Try to see if you can intuit some of the headlines for the next week, month, or year. And keep a list in your journal (which we'll talk about next). (Who knows? You may be called by the National Enquirer and asked to list your predictions!) |

Play a guessing game with your radio. ''Name that tune" before you turn on your radio. You may be surprised at how often you get it right! |

In order to keep track of your progress, as well as record all of the interesting experiences you're bound to have, we suggest you start keeping an psychic journal. Purchase a small notebook that you can carry with you to record all that you learn. Record any of your own thoughts or impressions as well as the topics we suggest. |

This book contains lots of fun exercises, quizzes, and games to help you become more psychic. Many times we'll ask you to explore your attitudes and beliefs, as well as to write down your psychic impressions. By writing in your journal each day, you'll begin to see how often you receive intuitive information. (In fact, you may want to revisit some of the earlier chapters, particularly Chapter 6, and write down some of the results of the exercises described there.) |

Record synchronicities and coincidences. Sometimes the information you record will not seem immediately important. In retrospect you may see that you had a clairvoyant experience about the future. |

Don't edit or censor the information you receive. You learn as much from your mistakes as you do from your successes. Also, time may tell you that you were more right than you could ever imagine. |
