actually intuitive compared to what was wishful thinking, you'll become more comfortable. You'll also build confidenceand that good old trust we keep talking about.
Daily Observation Exercise
Here is an exercise to help you get in touch with that ''everyday occurrence" type of intuition we just mentioned. Even when you don't take time to sit and meditate, this exercise can help you become more aware of the amazing intuitive stuff going on around you. Which is really what intuition is all about: raising your awareness.

2. Ask your intuition questions, such as: "What should I do in this situation?" "What do I need to know about this?" (Remember that you may get the answers from a variety of sources, including feelings, words, images, body sensations, and so on.)

We'll talk more about keeping a psychic journal in Chapter 7. For now, remember that your intuition is always there to guide you and provide you with encouragement and information. Learn to trust it!
Let Your Intuition Decide Exercise
Whenever you have a decision to make this week, stop and tune into your intuition. This can work for the smallest matters as well as the grandest. For now, focus on a larger type of decision that you need to make this week, but try to apply these steps to smaller ones, too, as you go along.
