An important first step to building your intuition is paying attention to how you as an individual best receive information. We each have a dominant mode or combination of ways to receive psychic impressions, and understanding what works for you is a key to opening up your intuitive insight. |

If you're a beginner, think of the ways that you normally receive information through the five senses. If you usually find yourself thinking in images, your psychic skills probably work along the same lines. The same principle applies for those of you with a keen sense of hearing, and likewise for physical touch and even smell. Even taste can make an appearance on the psychic scene. |
