In any context, having knowledge about the self leads to a greater sense and understanding of the world. In any context, health and survivalwhether planet's or your ownmay depend on how that knowledge is put to use. Knowledge, whether it comes from a source within or without, is a great gift and responsibility. And it's available to you whenever you wantjust ask.
Second Sight: A New You
We seem to have undergone a long journey, and ended up back where we started. So, we'll repeat what we said at the start: A new way of seeing begins with you. Seeing that your intuition exists must come from within yourself. Discovering how it speaks also comes from within. Understanding how it interacts with the worlds outside your physical self also comes from within. To gain greater insights, expand your internal viewpoint.
Try a new perspective for seeing yourself: Imagine yourself as a god sent to Earth in human form. If this were the case, you would need to change your focus. Rather than focusing on how powerless you feel and how you need to strive to gain more power and control, you would need to remind yourself constantly of how powerful you are. Consider yourself so powerful that you need to execute every action and thought with tremendous care and caution. Even the slightest movement or word could move out in all directions, affecting everything around you and even beyond you.
This empowered way of thinking certainly seems foreign to most people, but not to everyone. Certain spiritual leaders, such as the Dalai Lama, approach every aspect of their lives in this way. Where they direct their energy and thoughts has a profound effect and creates a lingering reverberation. They are constantly aware of their responsibility for careful and thoughtful action. And this awareness is what sets them apart.
