Gratitude to Fred Gallo and Donna Eden for their dedicated, pioneering work with energy methods, and for their direct support and contributions to this program, cannot be overstated.

George Goodheart, Alan Beardall, David Walther, Sheldon Deal, and John Thie—by bringing the energy perspective of ancient Oriental healing arts into a Western and thoroughly modern form, Applied Kinesiology—provided the foundation upon which this program rests.

The pioneering work of Roger Callahan and John Diamond in applying the principles of Applied Kinesiology for treating psychological problems is respectfully acknowledged.

The contributions of the Energy Psychology Interactive Advisory Board in setting a high clinical and academic standard for this program have been immense.

In addition to the Advisory Board, the following practitioners of energy psychology also reviewed earlier versions of this program. Their comments were exceedingly valuable and are gratefully acknowledged: Bill Beckett, Patricia Butler, Gary Craig, Stephanie J. Eldringhoff, Sue Fraser, Marian Jerry, Wayne McCleskey, and Ronda Mau.

The following practitioners of energy psychology have provided some of the case material that appears in this program: Dan Benor, Robin Bilazarian, Patricia Carrington, Asha Nahoma Clinton, Gary Craig, John Diepold, Donna Eden, Fred Gallo, Wayne McCleskey, Deborah Mitnick, Gary Peterson, Larry Stoler, and some who preferred to remain anonymous to further insure client confidentiality.

The following individuals provided substantial technical and computer assistance: Catherine Christopher, Lori Kats, Patrick Russell, Amy Walinsky, and especially Judith Allgood and David Alvarez. Judith Allgood was responsible for the final design of the CD.

While the influences of each of these individuals are gratefully acknowledged, responsibility for the program’s content rests solely with its author.
