You have downloaded Mai Hime. These files can be watched in one of many ways.
The suggested orders are as follows.

1. Japanese Audio with/without subtitles - 
Watch episode 01, then watch SP01, then watch episode 02, then watch SP02, etc.
Watch the Director's cut version of episode 26.
Watch SP28, then watch SP27.

2. English Audio - 
Watch episode 01, then watch SP01, then watch episode 02, then watch SP02, etc.
Watch the Director's cut version of episode 26.

3. Chinese Audio - 
Watch episode 01, then watch episode 02, etc.
Watch the regular version of episode 26.


This is because the Blu-Ray was missing the following audios in each of the following.
Episode 1-26 - None missing
Episode 26DC+SPs - Chinese audio missing
SP27/28 - Chinese audio and English audio missing
