Will Your Handwriting Give You Away? |

It would take a book (at best, an Idiot's Guide) to explore all the angles of graphology, or handwriting analysis, and here we've got only a page or two. So here's the quickie version: |

Large handwriting indicates an extrovert. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Small handwriting indicates an introvert. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Narrowly spaced letters indicate caution. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Widely spaced letters indicate throwing caution to the winds. |

|
|
|
Remember that lined paper from grade school, when you had to write all your letters between the lines, just so? Somehow we all learned the same wayand then we all developed our personal styles. In graphology, the areas between those lines are called the three zones. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
The middle zone is where every letter makes some sort of an appearance, but all the vowels, plus c, m, n, r, s, v, w, and x, fit into this zone entirely. This zone is the everyday world and how you fit into it. If your middle zone is where the majority of the letter falls, you're a practical person, good at the day-to-day details. |

|
|
|
The lower zone is where we find the bottoms of the letters g, j, p, q, and y, as well as sometimes f and z. This is the zone of your sexuality and physical energy, and people with this zone dominant in their handwriting are materialistic and sensual. They enjoy the creature comforts and are often active in sports. |

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
In the upper zone are the tops of the letters b, d, f, h, k, l, and t, as well as the dots of j and i. This is the where you'll find your imagination and emotions. A dominant upper zone indicates a thinker, someone who's concerned about the larger world. |
