Arlene told the reader this was very true. Just before she got married, and continuing when she was married, she really learned about working with money, including saving toward a home and property. Arlene and her reader identified the Knight of Swords as an air sign young man (her ex-husband) and they interpreted the 4 of Pentacles as the lesson of learning to hold on to moneyto save it and handle it better than before (which Arlene said was very true). |

The last card of the past, the 10 of Wands, was carrying a heavy burden. Difficulties are many, the reader said. This was also true. The end of that time wasn't pleasant, and the money and business ideas that Arlene had didn't go in the directions she'd thought they would. In the end, she had to let go and drop all the plans she'd had with her ex-husband. |

Being in that situation was a lesson that Arlene had needed to learn. It was part of her mission in life to learn to work through such things. You can't stop someone from going in any direction they choose, though, so when her ex-husband decided he wanted out, she had to let go of their future plans and focus on her present challenges instead. Her goals had to be put on hold, the reader told her. |

The second row of seven cards showed what Arlene was dealing with in the presenther present mission in her life. |

Looking at this second row of cards, the reader told Arlene that she was now able to create her life and renew what she'd wanted to do (the Magician and the 8 of Cups R). Arlene now felt more confident about her ability and talents (and Arlene said that yes, she'd just come around to that feeling in the last ten months). |

The Moon and the 2 of Cups suggested that Arlene would be working on re-evaluating all relationships, both personal and business, and that her emotional nature would change in a way that would surprise even her. Arlene didn't know how to take that. She knew she was still in pain about the end of her marriage. Still, she figured she'd at least listen to the reader. |

While that's what Arlene thought then, now she knows the reader was absolutely right! She's grown out of any expectations she had about relationships and instead now takes them with an entirely new approach and a more relaxed attitude. |

The Queen of Cups could be Arlene, the reader went on, changing from dealing with business to dealing with emotions (true). Then she looked at the Page of Pentacles and asked if Arlene had a child or children. My great friend, my cat, Arlene answered. The reader said the cat was great, but she thought the Queen of Cups (guess who?!) would start to receive messages from her clients or work environment that would spur her on to do more work and be more productive. |

In other words, she said, Arlene would develop a good sense of security and stability on her own, and would no longer worry so much about money (boy, did she pick up |
