3. Pay attention to what excites you. Continue to think about what you would like to create in your life. Pay special attention to the interests in your life that bring you joy or make you feel excited. These are the ways that your intuition brings information to you through your emotions. Simply put: If it feels exciting and enjoyable, take some steps toward it and test it out. If you feel upset or drained by some situation, figure out a way to change it or let it go entirely. |

4. Ask your intuition questions and listen for the answer. Pay attention to how your intuition communicates with you. Do you typically get answers in words, emotions, images, physical sensations, or simply knowing? Learn to seek out the wisdom of your intuition. Ask it questions throughout the day: ''How should I handle this situation?" "Should I take this action or that action?" "Is this the best time for me to move ahead on this project?" These are all questions to which your intuition has a ready answer. Whenever something happens to make you think, "Wow! What a strange coincidence! This is bizarre," consider it a tip from your intuition. |

6. Take action. Take action on at least three things each week that will move you closer to your goals, visions, and dreams. Making any change in your life often feels uncomfortable at first. Small steps count. Move the energy to create new things in your life out into the world. Your intuition will guide you as to what actions to take. |
