Similarly, events as well as people may have vibrations. These vibrations can travel outward from the event, sort of like the ripples of a pebble that landed in a still pool. The concentric vibrations can travel backward in time and affect you by creating an imprint on your mind. The imprints from your regular day-to-day routine are not usually strong enough to be noticeable because they reflect your usual lifestyle. However, crisis events can create strong vibrations, perhaps like shock waves, that can travel backward and create a memorable impact on your mind, depending on how receptive you are.
With both people and events, the strength of vibrations appears to correspond to proximity. (As they say in real estate: location, location, location.) If you feel you can truly help someone, if at all possible do it without mentioning that your source of knowledge is psychic. To offer advice out of the blue, you need to be willing to be embarrassed; but you may look even more foolish if you go around telling people you're psychic. Find subtle ways to offer information instead.
If the solution does not appear clear, you don't have to consider it your responsibility to take action. Perhaps the information is intended as a lesson to help you, not a responsibility to fulfill. Many people who report experiencing precognition also report
