fantastic skills can't get his message acrossand therefore can't be evaluatedif his receiver isn't effective. But that doesn't mean that sending isn't important. And you may have a special strength in that area.

To practice sending telepathic messages, prepare yourself in the same way that you would for receiving messages: Work with someone with whom you're emotionally close, and put your mind in a relaxed or meditative state. Check out these exercises and see how you do.
Telepathic Telephoning Exercise
As a simple and fun experiment, try sending a telepathic message to a friend to call you. Pick someone who calls often enough that she wouldn't have to go out of her way to phone you, but not someone who calls you every single day, regardless (like your mother or your boyfriend). Sit calmly in a quiet place, close your eyes, and focus on the friend of your choice.
Say your friend's name in your mind and picture her clearly. You can even use words to tell her to call you. Then envision her thinking of you, going to the phone, and dialing your number. Envision this very slowly and distinctly, taking the time your friend would actually need to do this in real life and including every detail of the sceneeven if you've never been there before. For example, imagine where her phone sits, how she would pick it up, and how her fingers look as they push the phone's buttons. Then hear yourself picking up the phone and saying, ''Hello." The whole process should take about five to 10 minutes.
When you're done, write down the time that you started and ended the exercise. Then stop thinking about it. Your friend may not call immediately, but when she does, ask her what she was doing when you sent the message. Perhaps she was busy, but thought of you and waited until she was free to call. If you don't hear from your friend that day, give her a call the next day to see if the thought to call you did indeed cross her mind when you sent the message.
If you don't succeed the first time or two, don't worry. Try a few more times, perhaps without calling your friend to ask why you didn't hear from her. Then try the experiment with someone else. With this experiment, you can't lose. Whether you succeed or not, you'll save money on your long-distance phone bills!
