In this pentacle are written the seventy-two most sacred names of God,
and his sacred angels,
and writings which were delivered by Moses in Tablets from God.
It protects against worldly dangers, ghosts, weapons, tempests, and lightning.
If in you chance to be lost in a storm at sea, this will suddenly quiet it.
In the pain it the misery, in war it gives strength,
on a journey it gives power and strength,
and in pleading it gives eloquence.
Love, gratitude, wealth, honors, and dignities.
And finally, you may know
which is not some the things made, which
with the strength of this pentacle may be able to overtake not
through the strength of the most hallowed names represented in it.
