Ok, weight restrictions are like this
-If your car weighs less than 2200lbs, it's class 1. -If it weighs between 2201lbs and 2800lbs, it's class 2 -If it weighs between 2801lbs and 3300lbs, it's class 3. -It cannot weigh more than 3300lbs (although tbh, i don't see why it would in the first place unless you're planning on rallying a Hummer) -You can make the car weigh as much as you want, keeping stock weight and adding power if you want, or sacrificing power by reducing weight. Entirely up to you. You just have to understand that your class is also restricted by bhp aswell
-For class 1, your power is capped at 330bhp, so if you built a superlight car, it cannot be over that.
-For class 2, your power is capped at 350bhp and cannot be over that.
-For class 3, your power is capped at 450bhp and again, cannot exceed that.
Best way to build your car is to reduce weight to see how far it can be brought down to, then add power to meet restrictions.
Please also understand that your car must be between A550-S621PI. You don't have to max it out to A600 or S621 as it's limited by power and weight.
As a general rule of thumb
-class 1 cars will be lower on the PI scale, between 550-570 -class 2 will be anywhere between 570-600 -class 3 will be 600+
That might not be the case, and that is completely fine as it's based on power+weight, not PI.
Hope that's cleared it up for you |
