We don't have tescos.

Well, you'll have plenty to see and do as it's the capital. Shitty bars, discos, drug addicts. You name it.

Now on a serious note, Lisbon maybe not very big compared to other capitals, but you still have lots to see and do. Most of the concerts and everything happening are going to Lisbon and nearby areas, so. If you travel by car you'll drive fucking insane, many areas in Lisbon will get extremelly packed every morning, but it depends on the hours and places.

The transportation system is decent enough. You can get trains to nearly everywhere at decent prices when you get tired of Lisbon.

That's what I can remember, any question in particular?

You have some beaches in the area, but the good ones are a few km away from central Lisbon. I don't actually know those very well, but you should try Cascais and the vicinities. And if you don't mind travelling about 50km and go to Setubal, that's where the really good beaches are at.

Bars and restaurants you have plenty of choice. Like I said, it's the capital, you really have lots where to choose from. For bars you can try downtown Lisbon/Bairro alto. It's where most of the youth goes at the night. Be wary that it sometimes can be a bit rough, but you shouldn't have a problem. You also have plenty of restaurants to choose from, and 3 or 4 big shopping malls too. I'm not going to recomend nothing in particular because every time I eat in Lisbon I end up eating somewhere in a shopping mall, so.

If you have any children, you can check into a hotel and leave them there while you go clubbing. Mostly they'll be looked after and kept safe for you
