You probably wouldn't face any problems as long as you don't stir shit up. I mean, korean tourists often go to Japan and unfurl banners about Dokdo, and the japanese just stare and walk by (then rage on the internet)
In my experience there's been no problems with Japanese. If you go back to Korea you'll see that there's lots of them in the country for all sorts of reasons, and I hear it's the same the other way around. Angry nationalists are mostly an internet phenomenon, most of which spurred on by teenage boys. Real life is pretty civil
