I need to stay in Paris for two or three days before I hit St. Tropez. What the fuck do I do there?

Pic unrelated - too corny.

Find a good creperie and see if you can get a lunch special. Try to find some chouchon (sp?) aka mead if you've never had it before. Walk the Champs Elysees. Go to the Louvre for an afternoon. Visit the Sainte Chapelle (sp?) If you won't get lost and know some french, try walking down some of the side streets to see some of the local flavor around your hotel.

And when all else fails: go to a cafe and watch the people on the sidewalk.

Live my fucking dream dickhead.

Here's what you do, you steal my dream:

1: Visit all the places from Les Miserables
2: Drive a race car around in the catacombs
3: Assassinate someone with a fishing line in the Tower
4: visit rue de Rivoli

How the fuck do you ask for shit to do in Paris?

I'd be cumming buckets the second I stepped of a plane holy fuck.

My stepmom goes there almost every year and I'm pretty sure she goes to Jim Morisson's grave every other time. There's a lot of other famous people buried there, too.

There is also a lot of cool Hausmann and modern architecture, check that shit out, like the centre pompidou or the grande arche. Look at mimoa.eu.

Two or three days?

Louvre is a must, will take you at least 8 hours if you enjoy art. Dont go and just look at mona lisa.
The Musée Rodin is a must see too. Musée d'orsay if you like impressionist. who doesn't.

catacombs can be nice.

go to versailles if you have time. shit is huuuueeg.

eat at Chartier. Dont buy the cheapest wine but some older bordeaux, if you can afford it ofc.

Go to the grand rex cinema if you want to see a movie on a 17m * 8m screen (roughly). It's old, also.

Too bad the italie 2 closed (24m broad screen)

Parcs : buttes chaumont, very hilly which is uncommon in paris. parc montsouris is nice also but a bit of an edge zone.

That's all i can contribute, and i fucking live in the goddamn city. I guess you know it the least when you live there.

Do:

Louvre

Don't:

Eiffel Tower.

The queue to get in is fucking ridiculous, it costs way too much and all you do is stand there making small talk with Australian old couples for 2 fucking hours before spending 5 minutes pointing your shitty digital camera beneath the sweaty armpit of a fat German in an attempt to get a half-decent photo of the surrounding city, which it turns out isn't actually that impressive.

Oh, and visit Notre Dame. When I went there was an awesome mime who started joking with us while we ate Nutella crepes and drank espresso at a cafe on the corner. Good times, man.

Take the metro everywhere, of course. It's fun.

actually, the eiffel tower is really cool if you use the stairs instead of the lifts. its also scarier :3

I've been to it twice, one time being in the summer, and the queue was never more than 20 minutes.
