It's pretty common occurrence all over Scandinavia and I'd expect there are plenty of nights lit with them in Canada too. And Siberia, but who the fuck would want to go there.
N. Sweden, Finland, Norway and Canada/Alaska. If you are lucky you don't have to go even that far up north. I've seen amazing light as low as 60° N (in Finland). You should keep an eye on some sunwatching websites for activity reports and make your plans according to them.
