I'm a huge faggot who happens to sail
however i'm still quite new to it

I plan on traveling up the west coast to vancouver island in the next 6-10 months, with me and my band of faggots

our destination will be jolly ole england
Whats the safest route to take from the east, weather wise, and "YEARRRRGH PIRATES" wise? for those with more years under their belt

Sailing is for us "a bit better" men. Good luck on your voyage.

Well Change of plans
the trip is a year from now, and we'll be leaving from boston

right now i'm doing risk assessment
what kind of shit should i take into account?

Shitty weather, boredom, alcohol is not only bad for driving cars.

That's better. Doing a damn near circumnavigation after only sailing a few hundred miles at a shot is the stuff Darwin Awards are made of. Crossing the North Atlantic really depends on how good your boat is and how many people you have with you. My dad's friend has a 40 foot sailboat that's sturdy enough to load up with supplies, point it east, and not stop until Europe. lol midlife crisis

well right now i have a 60 foot sail boat, but the thing needs repairs

I plan on buying something decent with a 20k downpayment in boston, if repairing the other boat is too much trouble

i'll have about 3 or 5 guys with me
each with their own jobs

u need to wash out for emerging submarines if that happens your screwed

HOW OFTEN DOES THAT HAPPEN?

u ned to watch for flying stingray also, very deadly, theyre tails can decapitate. and icelandic pirates off the coast are very vicsious and deadly. stay clear of iceberg no matter how small it is u may feel obligated to ram through the iceberg with youre boat but DO NOT BE FOOL by the tiny cap, It is lie like all women and will lead to demise of you and your crew, grow vbery big in small time, never come up from grave water. this is some very deadly things you need to avoid.

I'm thinking about becoming a modern-day pirate... What would one need to do this, also, will I be able to run my software pirating in conundrum with this operation?

funfact, only 1 percent of pirates get caught
and thats for the REPORTED incidents
>> Hank Scorpio !!D1wEzlENbVA
Also another question
How do you pay off loans, and other things whilst being out of the country?

Because obviously i'm going to need to pay for the boat as i go

do i wire the money into an account?
because i plan on doing some work in england for a couple of months

just go to somewhere near Indonesia - and pack your ship with RPGs and some heavy-calibre machine gun.

protip: don't use a sailboat. A fast boat that can sail in shallow water is ideal.

but i'm not a pirate

Nah, I'm more of an open-seas pirate.

Plunder is probably better there too...

Ocean crossing shouldn't be so hard. The boats size does not matter as much as the size of the crew. If you wait for a period of favourable weather the only major problem you could expect is boredom, because it takes a long time to cross an ocean. If you are more then one person, remember to leave each other alone. When living in close quarters frustration can sometimes escalate to the point when past friends become mortal enemies. It has actually happened that husband or wife killed his/her spouse as a result of fights that happened on board due to lack of each others privacy.

I really wish i can get a chart for a year from now

Also 2 of the crew members are brothers
should i really worry about them killing each other?

they're used to living in the same room
