Typical amerifag here 600 pounds, one tooth, didn't go to school, can any eurofag explain to the me the difference between a UK Dialect/ British Dialect and English language in England.. does it all sound the same?

UK Ok first off... Britain is the island (England, Scotland, Wales) UK is a political name for those countries (you can throw northern ireland in there aswell if you like..). Now thats out of the way.
