You sir, are the 1,683,542nd person to pull that "joke". You may claim your ultimate loser prize. Congratulations, your presence here on /trv/ is unavailing.

As a break from the stupidity, norway was nice. 24 hour sunlight and pretty awesome fjords...

I went there. Oslo has Vigeland park, which is an incredible artistic achievement and makes up for it not being as good as Copenhagen otherwise. Bergen and Trondheim are pretty nice for a day or two. The rest is hiking and nature stuff. Getting drunk on the boat is okay, but it's expensive.

I want to go back, but with someone - unlike Amsterdam (which was like a big stoner party when I was there) you can get lonely in Norway fairly easily. It also costs more than it should, though you can do it fairly cheaply.

My grandparents are from there, I'm visiting with them this summer. They came over to Murka when they were very young though, and don't know the language at all. Any advice? Mostly going to be in Oslo and that area, any reason to travel far north? Give me advice!

I live in Norway.

Don't ever fucking come here.

The living standard's just there to trick you, there's fuck-all to do here and you'll die of boredom and loneliness. Go to Sweden instead, seriously.
