Zürich International was great for the one hour I spent there.

The airport in Barcelona is pretty nice, too.

This part of America (Maryland) doesn't really have any nice airports, though.

Which one, Leonardo Da Vinci (FCO) or the other, smaller one. Personally I love FCO because of the awesome monorail, and that its not very crowded.

LAX

The terminal layout is perfect. Different levels for arrivals and departures so the two don't get clogged, but most importantly, the U shaped road in the middle with each terminal making an arm out from the road. It's easily the fastest large airport I've ever flown in/out of, which is pretty incredible considering just how many flights a day they handle. The walk from your plane to the road takes no more than 3 or 4 minutes, not counting any stops for security. If you have one of the closer gates, you can be out of the terminal within less than 2 minutes.

Compare that to even Chicago Midway, that airport isn't even half the size of LAX, but takes 5 times as long to get around.
