Apart from Canada this is probably the one place on Earth I think I could tolerate moving to under the happy imaginary circumstance that I had a reason and job to justify living there. Cool and mild year-round, quiet and rural apart from a single clean, safe major city and a high standard of living with no distinguishable underclass.
