That sounds badass, do I get conjugal visits?

Museums are kinda nice. Try the Air and Space and the National History. AIDS clinics are definitely a local specialty.

LOL so true. DC has one of the largest AIDS population in America. Therefore, avoid all hookers and pretty much any sex with strangers. Unless you want AIDS!

Seriously though, I lived in DC for 4 years (college). Some nice places that don't have lots of niggers are in the Northwest. Dupont Circle is cool at night, lots of restaurants. Beware fags though. If you want something a little more upscale, visit Georgetown. Lots of awesome bars and restaurants there. I lived pretty close to the campus, so I mostly stuck around Georgetown. Walk around the campus, nice places to see. There are graveyards where old Jesuits are buried, and some underground tombs that are open to the public, but you gotta find them. Underneath the chapel, ask one of the priests, they're usually pretty helpful.

The school is also where The Exorcist was filmed. The Exorcist stairs are a must see, they're on 36th and Prospect.

Some local favorite eats include- Wisemiller's, Booeymonger's, and The Tombs. If you've ever seen St. Elmo's Fire, The Tombs is the bar featured.

See the National Archives for the art.

Hirschorn, National Gallery, Sculpture gallery. If its still open, try ice skating in the outdoor sculpture gardens.

Use the metro, its very convenient. Woodley park stop has a ton of nice restaurants, Dupont has tons of restaurants, clubs, and sex shops. Go to Pentagon City or the Shops at Georgetown for a shopping experience, or Tyson's Corner if its not too out of the way. Catch the Capitol Steps. Walk by the Capitol Building and call it the White House. Go to Chinatown for cheap food (there's a nasty looking place called "Chinatown Express" but it has the best food ever). If you like tea, try Teaism or Georgetown's ChingChing Cha. Lots of art galleries hold music nights, and usually there is some kind of event going on in the DC mall. Go to the smithsonian museums, all of them (I like the one with all the dresses of the first ladies and of course the natural history museum with the awesome rocks & hope diamond <3). Go to the zoo. Make friends with homeless guys in Dupont Circle, they're hilarious.

I used to have lunch with a bum at the corner of M St. and Wisconsin 2-3 times a month. He was a pretty cool guy. Little crazy, but still cool.
