I'm considering going there during Summer. How much would I expect to pay for a trip (after airfare), how is lodging and food? and so on.

You might want to say where the fuck you are now if you expect an airfare quote...

I'm not including airfare, sorry if that wasn't obvious from my post. I meant only the cost of lodging, food, and whatever there is to see in the Czech Republic.

Czech Republic is cheeeeap! At least is was when we went. With the conversion to Czech crowns, a liter of tasty pilsner is like $1.60 most places. Food's pretty cheap too... we didn't try any "traditional" Czech food, but there's plenty to choose from around Prague's touristy areas (Winceslas Square, Old Town Square, etc) that won't set you back much... even with a bottle of wine. Shit, even the strip clubs are cheap, and probably have the hottest girls you'll ever see.

Outside of Prague, you might day-trip to Kutna Hora & check out the Sedlec Ossuary, this church adorned with the skeletal remains of 40,000 people. We stayed behind in Prague while our friends day-tripped to Cesky Krumlov, but ended up wishing we'd gone.

Watch out for pickpockets (rock a moneybelt), but it didn't seem as bad as everyone warned us. Just try to blend in :)

Not a lesbiana, but I'm sure the strip clubs will be hilarious, and blending in will be kind of tough as an Ay-rab, hahaha. But it sounds pretty rad for a poor student.

Oh my bad, someone told me there were no wimminz on the internets.

It is rather funny watching all the old guys pay for "private dances" (sex).

How long will you be there?

Maybe a few weeks? I was planning on going with a friend I met while abroad a couple of years back(who is also poor) but I might skip out early if he starts getting icky. Hopefully, the gorgeous local girls will prevent that, awesome.

I'm going in April. What will the weather be like; what's good to do?

Hell yeah they will. Have fun, and take plenty of extra memory/battery for your camera. Prague Castle alone will demand it. Take a shot of Absinthe for me!

The Czech republic is amazing win. I really enjoyed going, Prague has a nice feel and really bad drivers.

The eating places had a really nice atmosphere and everything is cheap as hell. But they don't always seem too keen on speaking English.

Just watch out for the bread trick.

If the waitress brings bread to your table and you don't want it, send it back or they'll charge you for it.

Sneaky Czechs.

Shit. How ridiculous is Czech?
Like, will it be easy to pick up a few choice terms?

I'll keep that in mind, thank you.
