Gaijin smash your way to the top of Seoul Tower. Eat a 50$ steak at the revolving restaurant. Marvel all the lights of South Korea and the pitch black silence of North. Profit.

Also, the old palace, the war museum, various tourist traps, see if you can get on a USO trip to the demilitarized zone, etc.

they already rebuilt it lolllll it wasn't burned to the ground anyway they just had to refurnish the roof.

Considering nearly all of the palaces here were burned down by the jappos and rebuilt I don't see that its a big deal.

Seoul is, depending on statics and intrepretations possibly the second largest city on the planet Earth (Seoul-Incheon??). Going to the huge-ass city center and marvelling at the lights and the like is a good idea.

I hear there's a special Buddhist monastary in Seoul that lets you be a monk for a day, that could be interesting
