From Hong Kong to Beijing Anonymous
I know its getting a little late for tickets, but I plan on going to Beijing Olympics this August. Not exactly sure where to start. I talk to some of the travel agencies here in Virginia, US, and they don't seem to have any sort of promotions. Just plane tickets going there at the time will be very expensive. So since I have family in the Philippines that I would like to visit, it might be cheaper to fly to China from Manila. I don't want to head directly to Beijing from Manila when I do leave Philippines. I figured Hong Kong might be the way to go and take the bus, trains, etc., to get to Beijing. I want to see some of the cities and provinces before actually heading to Beijing. I guess the question I am asking is where can I get tickets to the Olympics cheap? Would it be a good idea to get them now online or check other travel agencies around the area or even check the Philippines, which I know have promotion and package deals but it might be a while to get a hold of that information.
2. what cities and sites should I see starting from Hong Kong to Beijing?

It's never cheap to fly to Manila. They only have like 2 flights a day to any major world capitals, and all the seats are overbooked months in advance. Hong Kong is probably the way to go, there's actually some surplus capacity sometimes.

The Olympics is just an excuse to go see a city you might not have otherwise gone to see. And maybe see the opening ceremony.

Pretty much an excuse, I never been to China. I been to many asian countries before except mainland China. So how would I go about purchasing tickets for the opening ceremony without spending to much. I read that they want the Chinese people to be able to afford the tickets but everywhere I went they seem to charge an arm and a leg for tickets.

Good game Anonymous, keep it that way.

You really don't want to go there. Especially not now. They don't deserve your cash. They really are the epitome double-niggers, even worse than the most hardcore scifags.

Beijing displaced 1.5million+ for the "olympic village". Beijing's air quality is so bad some of the athletes have stated that if they compete there they'll never be able to compete again. It's so bad the ones brave enough to compete, are for the most part, training in Japan and South Korea.

China is pig disgusting.
