Uhaul Anonymous
I'm renting a Uhaul 4x8 trailer to put some of my stuff in because I'm moving back to an apartment for the fall semester. I stumbled upon a site (dontuseuhaul.com) that has some pretty bad customer experiences with them. I was wondering what /trv/'s experiences with Uhaul has been.

There are bad experiences with a good number of companies out there. Some people just seem to whore it out more than others. Read the fine print and fully plan out your trip and you should be okay. I think that these people probably didn't read the fine print and then signed their name not knowing all of the conditions. Then when there was a problem, they got screwed on something they should have read beforehand. If it really was terrible, it would be out of business by now. The complainers probably represent a very small percentage of Uhaul customers. Most of the time people blow up when things don't work and don't say enough when they do.

That is driver error... There is nothing wrong with the trailer, they just do not know how to drive with a trailer and probably started it on a tail spin.

Also could have been a large gust of wind... Not U-haul's fault.
