CHALLENGE QUESTION

So, trying to avoid explaining the hows and whys, I've got a 320.00 credit in my name for any flight on US Airways between now and September 14th, 2009.

What should I do with it? I'm more interested in good culture/food/etc than going out to clubs and things like that.

List of potential destinations:

Currently considering saving up another few hundred bucks for a weekend somewhere in the Caribbean, but I'm open to just about any idea. What would you do?

First find out if I can trade it for cash, when that fails, go somewhere hot.

No refund is possible. Trust me, I was quick to try every angle of that one.

Last year, in the middle of September, $320 got my from JFK -> SDQ and back, but I've heard the prices of flights have gone up a bit since.

The food here is tasty and cheap, but I'm partial to Asian foods. If you're looking for a cheap vacation, you could have an apartment here for two weeks for like $350 or less. This island was Columbus's first settlement in the "New World", if that aspect of culture is interesting to you.
