British Columbia Anonymous
Hey, /trv/, Canadifag here. I'm living in Alberta (Edmonton, hurray for brown snow and factories) and thinking of moving to British Columbia, preferably a smaller community than Vancouver and not on Vancouver Island.

Any recommendations?

The only advice I can give you: DO IT FAGGOT.

Look up information on either Nelson, BC, or Kamloops, BC.

I've been to Nelson, tucked away in a valley between mountains. It's so small it barely registers on Google Maps. It's also 6 hours drive away from the nearest... anything. But it has freshwater salmon, and there are farms that grow EVERYTHING nearby, and it's a really great place to live if you enjoy nature.

Calgary fag here, check out Salmon Arm, soooo warm in the summer. avoid Prince George, people are friendly mill workers, smells like poo though.
IMO you should just buy some small cabin in the middle of nowhere, literally.

I live in Eastern, WA and people around here always drive up to Nelson to get drunk when they are 19. It's a pretty cool place. Good if you like the outdoors, but it still has the amenities of a normal city. Plus the Kokanee beer factory isn't too far away.
