Denmark is that place. Seriously, i have fallen in love with this country. Not copenhagen even, outside of there, billund, bjerringbro, viborg. Definitly worth a visit! :D

anyone else have a similar great experience with denmark?

common misconception that denmark is a rip off, copenhagen prices ARE steep, but outside the city things are actually VERY cheap, i got a 3 course meal with a bottle of wine between me and my girlfriend in a 4 star hotel for 50 euro.

Oh shit, I go to school in Viborg and pass by Bjerringbro via train twice a day. D:

Denmark IS a ripoff, I've lived here always and want to move away to something different.

But if OP is near East Jutland he/she should try Hvidsten Kro. It's north of Randers. It's a "royal, priviledged inn".

Ask for a course called the "recept", maybe get half a "recept" as the full course is several dishes.

Pic related, I took it last I went.

That's interesting since I order most my shit from either Ireland, England or Germany because it saves me money even with the postage.

Japan isn't the happiest country, it has one of the highest suicide rates in the world.

It has the highest suicide rate among industrialized countries. I remember businessweek ranked Japan #90 (US for reference was #23) on an article about a year and a half ago. probably in their website still.

Denmark, Switzerland, Austria, Iceland, Sweden and Norway have the highest standards of living taking into consideration the stress people experience as well.

I wasn't too fond of Denmark when I traveled to Scandinavia and my motherland of Russia. I only spent two days there, and, while it was pleasant, I didn't like it nearly as much as I love Stockholm, Sweden.
