I... I think I get what he's asking. It's very late and I'm very tired, so I'm in partial synchronization with his idiocy.

Lets say that your parents are American citizens and they're retarded and go off to France when your mom is pregnant, stay there until you're born, and you're born in France. You're offered dual citizenship, right?

On that assumption, is there an alternative way to get dual citizenship? One that can still be done even after you've been born and the chance of being born somewhere else is gone.

I've always wanted to know where you stand if you're born in international waters. Obviously you get your mother's citizenship, but I wonder what would happen if your destination isn't that country. Anything to declare?

You don't have anything to declare, but your mother might depending on the destination and if you're a boy or a girl.

For instance, if you're entering Saudi Arabia and you're a girl, your mother would probably declare you as livestock and have to check you in at customs as such.

1) naturalization
2) jus/jure sanguinis
3) by marriage
4) economic citizenship from St. Kitts and Kevis/Dominica
