OP here. There are some that are $15-25 and some that are $150+. Are the cheap ones any good? I'd prefer one that has audio and pronounces the words so I'm not standing around trying to pronounce "ching chong nip nong nong" all day.

No the cheap ones aren't any good. You'll really need to spend at least 400 dollars in order to get a decent one to translate for you. In Hawaii they speak some weird combination of japanese and afrikaans so good luck.

The IQ of this place has plummeted to such low levels that I can't even tell the difference between trolls and just plain morons anymore.

I went to a travel store and I was looking at the translators. They didn't have any that were that expensive but regardless the guy wasn't very helpful. He couldn't tell me which ones had the languages I needed etc. and he didn't really seem like he wanted to help me anyway. So I'm still looking.

I was considering getting Rosetta stone and giving myself a crash course but I hear its pretty expensive so I think I'll skip that idea.
