You'll need some kind of qualifications to do that. I should point out that from socialist influence most of the countries there have free University tuition and such, so it is expected that you have a degree for any white collar job.
Not sure about other places though, but you definitely need a degree of some sort to get into most jobs, including teaching.
>>53414 >It can get pretty hot in the summer in the Balkans though, so it's more of a mediterranean climate. This is true, it can get pretty roasting. You adjust quickly though because it's not difficult atmosphere, it's just plain warm.
Though, I cooked last summer in my attic with no air conditioning and good insulation because of the Bosnian winters, ho ho.
