Uruguay or Buenos Aires? Monster
Like alot of people in my country.. I am trying to get out.. I have been for sometime..it just takes money I have not had..I am looking at Uruguay or Buenos Aires can anyone tell me alittle about really living there..I can read about them all day on info sites.. but it is here on trv that I can read about a really being there.. I would like to know if English being my only language is going to be a problem? I am in my late thirty's.. white..and fairly intelligent.. no brainchild..just alot of common sense.. thanks for any info..I am looking for diversity
