Give us a bit more information. Like where do you come from, where in Germany you want to live, your education, languages, etc.

Avoid East Germany. Shitty economy, lots of unemployed fucks, Nazis and Hadjis.
Believe nobody who says Berlin rocks. It's made of Turks, unemployed and arrogant bastards.
Best Cities to live in: Hamburg, Essen, Stuttgart, Munich and Nuremberg.
The south is expensive, but you have less Hadjis and other scum down there.

you sure know what you are talking about.....

Well, actually Munich has the largest number of foreigners in Germany. I wouldn't mind that, though. Munich is just great; it's actually the only decent city in Germany except from Hamburg. If you want to live in a rural area, you should go for Bavaria or the South-West.

How do you know OP isn't an unemployed and arrogant bastard Turk/Hadji?

Of course I know, because I live here. Apart from Munich and Nuremberg we've got nearly no Hadjis. At least where I live.

Lol university degree isn't accepted if it isn't from Europe. Some stupid old law, maybe they will get rid of it in the near future.

Also learn German. A lot of people speak a very good English, but there are a lot of stupid persons in stores etc who won't understand you.

Hamburg is the best place to be, I lived there for almost the entirety of 2006, and I loved every bit of it. Wonderful city.
