EAT. Get a traditional Toronto breakfast of a peameal sandwich down at the St. Laurents Market, and just wander around a bit reveling in the food. Hit up Sultan's Tent / Cafe Moroc a few blocks away on Front Street for lunch, and get the most amazing rack of lamb you have ever tasted. Both are within walking distance of the CN Tower if you really want to go there.
Lots of fun stuff to do for dinner, too, depending on your budget and the size of your party.
Hit up the Royal Ontario Museum if you're that kind of traveler, too. There's some phenomenal stuff going on there right now, and the architecture of the new wing is a sight in and of itself. Beyond that, walking down Yonge St. or through Yorkville can be a fun way to burn some time, see some unique people, and really experience the city.
