The main Bulgarian resorts like Golden Sands should have enough nightlife to keep you happy, certainly no Ibiza, but on a par with Tenerife.
The only thing to watch is the crime. There are a lot of gypsies on the beaches who try to scam tourists or steal their stuff, same around unsecure hotel pools. Also, pretty Eastern European girls in tourist clubs are likely to be whores, so keep away from them unless you want to get involved with the local mafia. The same goes for some mafia run clubs and bars, you may get offered a great deal on drinks outside, but once you're inside they can charge you what they want before they let you leave.
That all sounds quite negative, but it's really only a small thing. They need tourists, so the main tourist areas are quite well protected, you've just got to look out for yourself, especially if you're hammered.
Great women and beaches though, plus the drinks are dirt cheap for the measures you get.
