You will find it very, very difficult to get a job unless you can speak Korean. Aside from Engrish teaching, naturally. But I'm sure that with 2 engineering degrees you would have some excellent skills that people here would love to bring in to work for them.
Seeing as I don't know shit about defense engineering, i would have to say that your only viable option at the moment would be to teach english while you learn korean, then get a proper job.
Or at least, start getting into contact with some big firms here. Maybe they'll find the fact that you have 2 degrees enough to outweigh the language barrier.
