You receive meager stipends, although in the countries they send you, even $200/month is enough for everything you need.
Consider the military for non-combat duty. Technician, mechanic, cook, janitor w/e. I'm pretty sure you'll get your enlistment bonus if its a non-combat job. Or go to college, get your degree and then do one those "teach English in ____" programs where you travel on someone else's $$.
