Nope, that's Fontana di Trevi, the most famous of rome's fountains.
I live in Rome, and i've visited London: we've got better weather, superior food and a lot monuments, palaces, musueums and such, but if you plan to stay just a week or two, you won't run out of things to do in either cities.
Oh, and we've got Vatican City. You get to visit 2 countries for the price of one, and you get to see the Pope Emperor for free.
