So, me and a friend of mine are going to live out of my car for awhile in Canada and the US(mainly the US). What are the best places to go for mid/long term stays (of a few weeks to a few months, possibly longer)where we won't get hobo-hassled by the pigs?

Any suggestions for necessities would be good as well, as we just have clothes, camping gear, tools, some dishes and toiletries really.

Easy, come to western Canada. You can stay ANYWHERE in the bush of BC or Alberta - and not a single cop will bother you. Also, for the most part, facilities, hook-ups, and firewood are provided for - either dirt cheap or free of charge.

The only thing you need to watch out for are indians, indian reserves, indian gatherings, and bears. Good luck bub.

Well, I know some groups of Indians can be trouble, personally, I half refer to myself as "wannabe" Indian. Of course being white that'd likely attract trouble from the aforementioned bad seeds, but what are you going to do. all the native people I know are pretty friendly.

You'd probably get a mob beating if you said that, but you don't need me to tell you too protect your balls.

So what is there to do at Calgary and Vancouver? I'm going there soon (Not OP btw).

Calgary is pretty dirty. Dirtier than Vancouver, I'd say.
Pretty much look up "Things to do in Calgary" on google, can do the same with Vancouver.
Vancouver has tons of ethnicities, so you can do all sorts of non canadian things. If you like you can even visit their china town. Has good tea and tea pots if you are into that.
Vancouver also has Grouse moutain which you can ski and hike up to, whistler is shit expensive everyone has aids there don't have sex with anyone there, but it's still nice regardless.
Banff is on the edge of bc/alberta, provincial parks can be nice if you're into that.
So I guess you can go visit restaurants and parks.
BC has the best landscape, I would say. lots of mountains and trees and wilderness.
Penticton, Kamloops, okanogan all nice for camping. Vancouver island is very friendly and has many nice camping spots.
Come here during the summer though, we always have cloudy gloomy rainy weather. It's been starting to get a bit summerish, August is usually the best month for long periods of sun. (At least a week?)

yeah BC fag here.
