you can expect 2 things:
1. will be some formal problems (for example schedule will be only in polish) ,you will probably have to look for non-polish materials (books etc, not materials from classes) by yourself, and as it is very hard to get them in poland, i suggest using internet or just bring them with you from your country.
2. Polish people will be very helpful, and i bet they would love to help you to get around- just dont be afraid to ask them.
Also dont bother learning polish that much, just learn couple useful sentences and this will be enough to make your polish friends happy ;)
when are you planning to go? this semester or later? - since october i'll be studying there computer science if everything will go fine ;)
