Greetings!
This is what happened: I got fired from my job, I know that I will find a better place in some better corporation. This is not the problem.

The thing is that I'm sick and tired with this "rat-race". I want to take a looong vacation, becose I managed to spare enough money to travel. Europe has been seen, Im not so interested in Asia or Australia or Africa. So I want to go to North-America.

So guestion is this: where to go in North-America. I have plenty of time and money. Maybe I will rent a car and drive to nice locations :)

Is it true that you can be on vacation in US for only 3 months?

So tell me nice locations, NY seems to be nice, besides that Im open with suggestions.

Hopefully you understand :)

Minnesotafag here.

Great sights are, in no particular order:

1. New York City (unimaginably big, smells like piss. hobos.)
2. Minneapolis/St.Paul (a bit biased, but the people here are fucking amazing. be prepared to talk about the weather. it will be cold)
3. Area 51, Nevada (Just for Lulz. crazy ass people. something to tell your friends)
4. Washington DC (High crime rate, but a place to see anyway.)
5. Niagra Falls (well, why not.)
6. Hollywood (if you're into that shit.)
7. Yosemite National Park (for trails and shit like that. Beautiful place)
8. Las Vegas (where else would you want to lose all your hard earned cash?)

thats all i've got.
for ideas, try googling for "USA Sights" and whatnot.

first link on google when searching for "USA Sights"

Make sure to visit Boston. Great city, i lived there for 5 years and it is where much of America's history started.

NYC is not representative of America, just remember that. Its like going to London and thinking that the rest of England is just like London. But, a great place to visit!!

Don't come to Oklahoma, I love the place, but there are more cows than people here.

If money and time is not the problem I suggest the following.

Go to Boston, rent car, drive down to NYC, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Pittsburgh and all the way to Key west. Then back up via Atlanta, Nashvile, Cincinati, Indianapolis, Detroit, and stop in Chicago. Board plane and fly to Denver. Rent 4x4 car and drive to Salt Lake City, go north to Seattle then south again via Portland, Sacramento, San Francisco, Los Angeles and San Diego. Now North again to Las Vegas. From Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon and then down to Phoenix. Go from Phoenix to San Antonio, Houston, Dallas. From Dallas make your way to the East to Memphis, New Orleans and then feel free to go back to Boston the way you want.
