how much money do I need to survive in the UK for 10 days?
Picture unrelated.

depends where. london and big cities are expensive as fuck for americans. just imagine how much you'd need to survive in an american city (chicago/ny) for ten days, then double it. get AT LEAST that much in sterling

As 9874 said, you'll need a shitload of money if you're an amerifag.

If you're a Eurofag, not that much. Probably a bit over the equivalent for staying in a European city.

Depends in what currency you're talking, and where you're going.

You shouldn't expect to sleep a night in a nice hotel in London for less than £80 a night, and dinner for two at a moderately expensive restaurant will cost you around £30-40.

I would recommend £2,000.

Depends where you're from and where you're going.

If you're from Oslo, Moscow or Tokyo or something similar and are going to London, it'll be considerably cheaper there.

If you're from the US, make sure you're filthy rich by your country's standard and are willing to spend a shitload of your money.

If you're just going to some smaller towns in the UK, it's going to be pretty cheap no matter where you're from, excluding most of Africa and the like.

Op north is considerably cheaper, but then you have places such as Manchester that are a bit more expensive, though not as much as London.

Far more than that in my experience. With a bottle of wine you will pay at LEAST 50-60 pounds at a decent restaurant.
