this is a little random, but my boyfriend and i are looking to do some world traveling after he finishes his B.A. in english. this will be in approximately four years. we live in america now, but hope to eventually move to australia. my question is... whilst traveling, do you recommend anywhere in particular to go? we are not worried about language, as we can pick those up relatively easily. also, we're going to pretend for the sake of such that money is no problem. also, we are not looking to be travelers so much as to actually experience the culture. this trip of ours will probably take us a couple of years or so. so... suggestions? and sorry about the long post.

Come to Oregon first so that I can rob you of your funds that will take 2 people travelling across the world for 2 or 3 years.

Be sure to check out Argentina, too.

Germany's nice. The real folkish culture's pretty strong in little hamlets in the east and south.

They are actually, if you manage to get past tourist-robbing hyenas and horny motherfuckers who think tourists put out easily.

This anon speaks the truth. Especially about scandinavians. I have never met a more arrogant type of people, and that includes the french.

Are you inferring that tourists don't put out easily?

Nope. The listener infers. The speaker implies.

To have a great time and not spend too much money I'd say Argentina, specially if you are from Europe or USA, its amazing how cheap things are there
