Hello, /trv/. I'm a 19 year old Australian living in Perth. And I've gotten tired of living in such a boring place.

I'm considering quitting university and moving to either America, Canada or the UK. Which of these is the best (or the worst?). Which would you move to if you were making the decision?

You probably shouldn't move to the U.S., right now, just because the future here is uncertain. If you're okay with maybe slipping into some sort of economic turmoil or maybe being involved in some more wars, come, because it's not as bad as a lot of Europeans would have you believe. Certainly, there are terrible parts, but I'm sure you could find something you like.

The UK is set to have a fascist government for the next 10 years thanks to Rupert Murdoch's shit-stirring. Don't bother coming here unless you enjoy sipping tea with a gun to your head. Don't even consider it if you're not white.

I'd rather experience a completely different culture, y'know? I've been to the eastern states a few times and it's not too different.

Perth has been deemed when of the world's most livable cities, quit bitching because you're in just about as good as it gets. I'd give my left nut to live in Perth

I was about to make a huge comment, but fuck it, finish college. You're not getting any job past fry cook without a degree.

Well the UK is fucked, so |I'd say either Canada or the US. And if you're not even going to get your university degree, than your choices of habitation are severely limited, what with being poor and all. However, Chicago, Toronto, and Montreal all have reasonably priced accommodations of reasonable quality and are pretty cool cities, so basically, these are your only options to not live in somewhere as lame as Perth (while once again, not getting a degree).

If you move to the UK, revive the IRA.

Perth? Most livable city? If by city you mean trashcan.

Horrible, expensive place with nothing to do but sweat everywhere, all the time. No natural beauty just lots of urine coloured sand and dying plants (weeds?).

...It was Melbourne deemed most livable...no?

US is fucked due. Go to Canada. It's the only place people don't bitch about. The UK, from the American standpoint, is awesome. America, from the UK standpoint is awesome. The problem is that the people living in these places thing that it sucks balls. So, go the in between and look up Canada. I'd suggest Montreal or Toronto. But watch out if you do decide on America man. We're poised to have a fascist government in a few years time, what with all of the Right Wing lock downs, and Left Wing bumfuckerys, not to mention those in between bastards that just jump in and out of whatever idea can better beat down the people.
