If you can then you should vist the Mong Kok market, the Causeway bay shopping district (Victoria park MTR exit), the daily victora harbour laser show at 8pm and the view of HK island from Kowloon harbour side.
If I were you I wouldn't expect much from Disneyland which btw is next to the asia world expo centre, and the airport) as it is minutely tiny and too expensive. Travel fees to the Expo cost around 200HKD return and this is before you've bought the event ticket(s).
If you can, Try the MTR (Metro) at rush hour. Also, For its outstanding view of Hong Kong (see OP's image) The Peak is worth a vist.
Golden Gate Shopping Centre for PC/IT/electronics (MTR: Sham Shui Po exit D) and the markets also in Sham Shui Po at exit C, where no phone can not be found at a rock bottom price.
Have a trip on the tram, only 2HKD, for that classic feeling, err..
Lan Kei Fong (LKF) is the working class pub/bar district, nice area. The 'Red light' area would be the Wan Chai pub and bar district - avoid at all costs!
Can't think of anything else.
