Flesh out your typical resume to about 2 pages, maybe even 3 if you have a lot of experience or are listing a lot of skills specific to the jobs you will be applying for.
Do NOT include any personal information which can be used to discriminate against you: age, marital status, hell, I wouldn't include salary expectations as that's too personal.
DO include referees, where possible local (never really cross-referenced so could be faked), as well as a small section on your interests or special skills.
Career objective could be hit or miss, depending on what industry you're going for. Certain other things would be highlighted based on the same thing. If you could cough up some specifics about your line of work, I may be able to help further.
