I travel a lot for business. I always have a laptop for dvds, a book, and a psp in my carryon.
I pop 2 gravol, sleep until i can't anymore, then do what i want when i wake up.
Those neck pillows are lifesavers. I'd also take a water on board just to keep hydrated. One of the biggest causes of discomfort and jet lag from flights is being so dehydrated when you land. Jets sap the water right out of you.
