Dear /trv/ as a learning cook, I travel to a lot of places. I was working for about 4 years to save up for all my expenses. So far I've gone to America, France, Germany, Sweden, Mongolia and Korea. I am planning to work for a bit in my hometown (Liverpool) before going on a trip again. Any cook/chef here going through the same thing as I am? In b4 /ck/

Well in Mongolia, I've had marmot(kinda like a large guinea pig) there. Also dried mares butter. I can't really explain the taste but I can tell you that I've had them from the best chef in town. I also experienced some fishing in one of their beautiful beautiful rivers.
