Read the fine print and fully plan out your trip and you should be okay. I think that these people probably didn't read the fine print and then signed their name not knowing all of the conditions. Then when there was a problem, they got screwed on something they should have read beforehand. If it really was terrible, it would be out of business by now. The complainers probably represent a very small percentage of Uhaul customers. Most of the time people blow up when things don't work and don't say enough when they do.
