Hi, if you live in Oslo, you have the opurtunity to go clubbing and stuff, if you get to know the right people there are raves and proper underground parties. But i would not recomend the country for the party scene.
Immigrating there, hmm, my dad came to norway when he was 30 from britain, and it wasnt to difficult, the good part about working in norway is that getting a job is quite easy, and once you have a job its impossible to get fired unless you do something Really bad, like criminal or just dont perform your duties time after time.
My dad does not speak norwegian fluently, he is okay now but since norway is the country in the world that speakes the best english, except english speaking countries he has had several jobs and gets around very easy. And you will learn it as you go, even as an adult.
