So I'm planning a trip to Britain. I've already brought my kelvar vest, and I plan to buy a knife once I'm there. I'm heading london. Is anyone else going to be around there at arount oct.14th?

Also about the kevlar and knife.
I'm an avid reader of this board, and so far I've seen that Britain is the worst place to travel too.

I'm an American moving to England in 2 years. I'm quite sure I'm going to be stabbed and die slow in an alley, but welp, that's the power of the pussy for ya.

Well Britain isn't he most aggresive country, so I think I'll be able to get an executive level job, once I learn the language.

Don't even try to understand what Londoners from outside the City of London are saying. It's impossible.

Are you from London? Because that sentence doesn't make much sense.

In Britain these days all 10 year olds wear kevlar vests to school.

No I am not. It makes sense if you see this map. The one in the middle labelled "1" is "London". The further out you get, the more likely it is that you will be stabbed. These are "boroughs" of London. They make up "Greater London" and these are where all of the crime takes place.

So the entire island is composed of London? Wow britain is small. Well I think I'll stay in a high-risk area. It'll give me more cred. Although the worst thing I'll probably suffer is a Tea-burn.

Just be sure to learn the local lingo, otherwise you'll be stabbed in the dick. It's not nice.

So is anyone going to be in London around October 14? Or being around October 15th?

What in the mother loving Christ is going on in that country where 10 year olds need to wear Kevlar to school? How could anyone possibly think America is worse than this fucking autrocious cesspool that is England.

OK, so it's quite evident we have a few trolls in here, and a few people who've never been to Britain basing their opinions of Britain on troll advice. I'm not from London but I am English and I've been there several times (despite being a northerner). I love London, it's one of the greatest cities I have ever visited (and yes I have traveled far and wide, 4 different continents, more cities than I can count on 2 hands).

It's funny you should say October 14th, because I will be 21 years old on that day, so obviously I already have plans and will not be in London around that time, but I can give you some useful advice:

1) Don't worry about knife crime. It's hyped-up, liberal propagandist activism. I'm guessing you're American, due to the name, and according to statistics, if London was an American city it would not even rank top 10 for knife crime, and it would rank 2 or 3 (depending on source) for population, so put that into context.

2) London is undoubtedly the greatest city in our country. Don't get me wrong, we're a very diverse, and unique, country, every city you visit will give you a different experience, but London is the place you want to be as a tourist, I recommend you visit other places only once you've seen London and are acquainted with British culture.

3) There will definitely be something happening in the city no matter what time you visit. I've been there twice this year and both times there were events happening in Trafalgar Square. Places where I guarantee you will enjoy visiting are London Dungeons, Tower of London and Embankment. Other places of interest are Picadilly Square (London's equivalent of Times Square) and London Bridge. You could literally spend two weeks wandering around the city and you will find a heap of new stuff every day.

4) I can't promise London will be the kind of city you will love, but every world city I've visited I have loved, so if you've been to places like New York, Beijing, Los Angeles, Paris, Madrid, Toronto, Milan, Hong Kong and Melbourne then I guarantee you will like London.

Hope this helps.

At least in England we can spell words like 'atrocious'. Please, stop basing your opinions on bullshit liberal/conservative extremists who are only after power.

Stay away from anyone who isn't white, and whites who dress like niggers (chavs) and you'll be fine.

While whites are disporportionately represented as VICTIMS of knife crime in London, it's non-whites that are disporportionately represented as the people who will stab you in London. Often for no reason.
