From May 1 to May 17 I hope to go to Amsterdam -> Paris -> Spain ->Amsterdam

Back to Amsterdam to catch my flight.

How much am I looking to spend on train? Where can I make reservations? Where can I find hostels?

I currently have $1500. Expecting about $1700 in about a month. The trip is planned for May 1 - May 17

Plane ticket is $1100

I'm looking for the cheapest class/train to get to the other countries. Don't have that much money and the Euro/dollar conversion is not to my advantage.

I want to good website to find train fares because taking a plane to Netherlands and returning from Spain is more expensive than arriving and leaving from the same airport.

It has every European train system.

There's a high speed railway in Spain that covers part of the country. It doesn't reach the French border, though, where the TGV can pretty much take you all the way to the Netherlands.

I had not thought of this. I just checked and from Netherland to Paris is not that bad, but for Paris to Barcelona, I want to try a train.

The TGV just looks too awesome to past by.
