I don't know anything about Seattle, but I know that after 4 years you'll change your mind and want to go somewhere else.

Pretentious Seattlefags everywhere. EVERYWHERE.

But like most of the West Coast pretty ladies.

Seattle just plain looks cooler than southern california. I say this as somebody who lived in socal my entire life.
Grass is always greener.

oregonfag here, Seattle is pretty cool. Just don't live IN the city it's self. It can be pretty creepy. Now, the island next to seattle, (can't remember the name) is sweet.

REMEMBER: the northwest does not have fun cities, it's chilly 2/3 of the year at least. trees. if you like biking/skiing/other crazy shit, ur set. Learn to recycle, or I'll murder you.

One of my favorite things to do here is to go a few miles out of town and go biking (on a state provided trail). Make sure you only bike on actual trails or you're ruining wherever you are! Anyway, there's lots of beautiful stuff here. :3

Vancouver Island or Whidbey Island? (Air force base)

Its just a short drive into Portland, so you have that going for you. If you like comics Dark Horse headquarters is in Milwaukee, OR. and the sun actually shines in Portland.

I live on the coast, we don't even remember what the sun looks like anymore. Seattle is cool, but the weather makes things a little depressing.
