Whats a good place to road trip to in the U.S.? My friends and I were planning on driving from Montreal to Tijuana and I wanted to find out about some good places to see along the way. Also does anyone know any interesting things to do in or around Montreal or Tijuana?

Very Large Array (VLA) in new mexico pretty cool if you are into technology on any level.

Around montreal you can:

-Laugh at the Quebeckers
-Eat poutine
-Visit the shitload of breweries they have
-Drink
-See some metal bands

I actually like Canadians, and will second the hate for Poutine. They eat this crap and somehow say that WE'RE the fat ones.

Fries topped with cheese curds and beef gravy.

Ew. Now fries topped with a greasy artificially flavored and artificially colored cheese-like goo, that's delicious!

If it were me, I'd do a mountain trip, hitting national parks on my way south. West to Calgary, then south from there, driving through Glacier, Yellowstone and Grand Tetons. Then go through Salt Lake on your way to Grand Canyon/Bryce/Xion, and it's just a short jump to Las Vegas from there. Then, hit Death Valley on your way through southern California.
