I'm going to Disney this Easter with my family (I'm 19), what should I be looking to do while I'm there? My parents told me to pick out stuff I wanted to do, so I'm here for suggestions! I heard the one in Florida (which we're going to) sucks, but I'll see...

OH GOD RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. You are at the WORST time of your life to go to Disney. You're too old to enjoy it as a kid, and you're (hopefully) not a parent yet. Epcot is mildly amusing, but the newer stuff (ie waterparks) might be cool. You will eventually get dragged into the Magic Kingdom. My advice is to drink yourself into oblivion an hour before you're set to leave.

As a guy who actually lives in Florida and has been to Disney many times, your best bets are Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and Animal Kingdom.

Epcot is amazing, but after the second time you go it gets boring. There aren't any scream your head off rides. But trust me, learning about other countries will never be so much fun.

Magic Kingdom has everything. Trust me. Magic Kingdom has great rides.

Animal Kingdom has good rides too, but if you dont like animals, don't go. Seriously.

Yeah, that's what I assumed, but when I said family I should have mentioned it's only my parents, myself, and my sister (who turns 15 this year I believe) and none of them want to go through the little kid-based places. Thank God.

I don't really enjoy waterparks too much, so that's a no go for me.

Epcot looked good, but some of things kind of seemed "meh", while others seemed awesome.

This will also be the first time I actually go on "rides"/"roller coasters" since I was little (fear of heights, pansy, etc.).

Also, this'll be the first time I go, so hopefully I can say I had fun.

Couldn't be more wrong.

Since the one in California can fit in the parking lot of the one in Florida (true - look it up) you've been wildly misinformed about California being better.

If you're remotely interested in the world around you, you should find every single park at Disney World to be tons of fun.

Yeah, it's only the company flagship and the one with the most rides, and a whole ton of other stuff to do that doesn't involve rides (golf, nightlife, etc). Skip it.

Seriously, if for some reason you're suppressing your inner child so you can look like a tough guy adult, at least go to EPCOT and MGM. MGM has Tower of Terror and Rock&Roller Coaster, and Epcot is basically a park where kids are bored and grown-ups are happy and satisfied for the most part.

While the California one is tiny, it has arguably the most detailed versions of the shared rides. Pirates, for instance, is twice as long with many more scenes.

Also, being the only park for 40 years means that they fit a lot in there. I can ride Space Mountain and Star Tours and walk just a few feet, where as at Florida I'd have to go take a a monorail and a bus between those two.

While I was going to post go to EPCOT and lap the lake getting some booze from each country, since you're 19 thats out.

Epcot and Magic Kingdom are best, AK is kinda lame, MGM is pretty small. Ride some Space Mountain, enjoy the monorails, and Florida humidity.
