Hey /trv/, I want to go on a roadtrip in spring of next year, through my country (Canada), the US, and possibly down to Mexico. Something of an involved break, because I've only left my home province (BC) about 4 times in my entire life. Time and money is not an issue, because I am unemployed, and I'm recieving a decently sized insurance settlement later this year, so I doubt that there would be any problem whatsoever. The only real problems I can see are A. being killed by some crazy or B. car breaking down and getting stranded for a while, which may or may not include A at some point.

Is there anything interesting to check out in America? I know that there is a decent amount here in Canada, but I've never really payed attention to the south. Also, would there be any special precautions or double-checking I would have to do on my vehicle?

Check out Detroit. Walk through the urban areas with a sandwich board that says "I HATE NIGGERS".

Hey RedMachineD you should come out to Abbotsford some time. Walk around with a sign that says "FUCK ISLAM". It'll be great.
