How about Arizona?
>> Anonymous
op here.

excuse my idiocy (never left NJ) but is there any grass in Arizona? It looks nice and warm and lots of land.

Also, if I leave NJ will i have to give up the luxury of seeing a national chain every 13 feet? Because while annoying, its useful when you need things...

Boise, idaho.

Its one of the most beautiful and underrated city's in America.

O RLY @ implication that Jersey was previously not a dump

Indianapolis is really nice, even downtown. Indiana in general is nice, flat open countryside.

And no, big chains are everywhere. Wal-Mart, McDonald's, many other...

i have bad news for you, brother. you will never be able to leave Jersey.

Indiana as a whole fucking sucks, the air pollution is terrible, the people are all stupid ignorant christ fags, and unless you're a WASP couple with 2.5 kids you'll be looked down upon.

Florida, Scott lives here.

I live near Princeton, its an ok area. Exits 8a and 7 off the turnpike are probably the best parts of NJ for living in the vicinity of NYC and Philly. Everything north of Exit 9 is too concentrated for my liking.

Whatever you do, do not come to California. Too many transfags already.

If you decide to move to California move out east. Say in San Bernardino or Riverside. Nobody lives there.

Ha, well I live in the deep south of NJ and its never been great, but its never been a dump. But ever day its becoming more and more sick and dirty and ppl are just assholes around here.

>>20079
Oh god LOL! Its true, many have tried and all have fallen from such great heights, but I have faith I will make it!!!

>>20086
I live in Gloucester, right next to Camden, its a shit hole!

Thanks for most of the suggestions so far Anon, with your help I think I just may be able to make it where so many of my friends/family have failed.

Arizona looks nice, but I don't wanna live in a hick down and be force to squeal like a piggy... I'm staying the fuck out of California, it may be nice now but being so close to shit city's like LA its soon to become another NJ with all the outskirt towns.

"I MUST SHOOT THE NEW JERSEY."
"But John, you ARE the New Jersey."
And then John didn't know how to drive.

Seriously though, I'd suggest staying away from New England. It's mostly assholes up there, even though everything is absolutely beautiful (that I saw.) If you're more concerned about how things look other than how the local economy is doing, I could also recommend Ohio. The downside is once you're in Ohio, you'll never escape. It's like fucking quicksand here.

>>20219
lol i dont gt that qoute?

Yeah, Idaho sounds alright.

I'm more concernd of living somewhere I love than economy. Is it beautiful there? Can you walk out your back yard and see mountains and wide open land?

Walking out my backyard I just see niggers fighting over beer, drugs deals gone wrong and bums giving BJ's for a fix... :-(
>> I AM AN EXPERT ON THIS SUBJECT Anonymous
I've lived in both Indiana and Arizona, and Arizona is superior in every conceivable way. I'd recommend Flagstaff, Tucson, or Tempe (bordering Phoenix) as a place to live; they're the three college towns in AZ. Flagstaff has a shit-ton of trees and skiing, but it's smaller than the other two. Tucson and Phoenix are honestly rather similar.

Yeah, the entire Northeast is losing jobs, but New Hampshire's the only Northeast state that's been consistently gaining in population over the past few years. Increased population means more demand means more jobs, amirite?
>> Anonymous
>>20178
yeah oakland is really nice acctually, better than San Fran in terms of stuff to do, and alot more shopping and stuff available, you mentally retarded if you acctually believe Oakland is some gang town or something, sure Martian Luthor Jr. Bvld is a shithole, but stay off of that and Oakland is a very nice place.

op here

I have a weird question, in states like Arizona is it rare or common to see people living way out in the outskirts of the state, like far away from a big city, maybe a small town.

And if so, is it really weird. like Texas chainsaw massacre creepy? :-)
>> Anonymous
>>20247
That's practically the fucking POINT of living in Arizona, unless you're in Phoenix. Be prepared to spend a fuckton of time driving into town for supplies, though.

Can you like order stuff online and have it deliverd to your door if you live like that?

As I've said earlier in this thread, I want to live somewhere by many big chains like wal-mart, bestbuy etc. because its useful. so maybe Arizona's not a good idea?

Do you live like that? Its it tough? How do you have internet? lol

To put in another state of the union, Iowa is really nice.

No we're not all bumpkins here and corn is not the only topic. Specifically Eastern Iowa near "The Corridor" (Cedar Rapids-Iowa City) is really nice. Lots of jobs open right now from service industry up to high tech and everything in between.
>> Anonymous
I fucking hate NJ. Too many niggers and spics and you can't even concel carry to protect yourself from them

um you have lived in New Jeresy far too long if you think
>>20306
um k, you live with the NYC/NJ mentality that every one else lives in a third world country, you can live in the middle of nowhere, and still get highspeed dsl and have mail delivered to your home, and have a walmart 30 minutes away.
move to Nevada, you can live in the middle of nowhere, and then drive 30 minutes to a massive OC style mall complex type thing. also HOOKERS
HOOOOKERS.

LOL well sorry about my NJ mentality I cant help it.

hookers sound nice :-)

Depends on what you like. East side of Iowa near Cedar Rapids is nice as it is low population but still has larger towns (CR itself is about 250,000).
Or if you like bigger population, there is either Des Moines in the center of the state, or the Quad Cities on the eastern edge of the state.
I don't recommend Council Bluffs (Omaha) as that is basically Nebraska

Don't go to some shithole where there's nothing to do except die of boredom. Just go to a good, clean city. Try Chicago. And yes, despite the still prevalent stereotype Chicago, particularly the north side, is now as clean as a whistle, even the bad neighborhoods. They've really done a great job revitalizing the whole place. It's a bit of an odd sight to see drug dealers hanging out on streets that look like they belong at a shopping passage in a well-off neighborhood, but to avoid such a sight just avoid the bad areas which are few and far between these days, on the north side at least.
>> Anonymous
>>20620
>move to colorado springs, you'll love it there if you're a christfag.
Fixed.

Actually it's not as bad in that sense as people make it out to be. Very good place to live if you enjoy the outdoors, but employment opportunities and night life are the two areas where the city is poor.

>> Anonymous
>>20665
Pretty much, there are at least three churches in town with main sanctuarys large enough that you could fit more traditionally sized church buildings inside.
