If you climb Mt. Coronet with a special flute in tow you can catch Arceus.

I hear it's not hot in the summer, kind of like the pacific northwest.

Also, I would go just for the senic train journey.

Hey /trv/, I need ideas.
I'm flying to Paris next month and am trying to find out a way to see how much Selmer Paris alto saxes are there, versus imported here (U.S.).
Any ideas for searching Google, or maybe websites of instrument shops in Paris??????

I was in Japan last summer with some friends. For 2 days, we all split up and went wherever we wanted from Tokyo with our Rail Passes. Since it was fuckhot, I wanted to go north, so I hopped on every Shinkansen I could towards Hokkaido. I wanted to get to Sapporo, but that island's bigger than it looks. I made it to Hakodate around 8. The city was actually really pretty. I wandered around and found a cable-car that went to the top of a mountain on the north end of town. From there, I had a really cool view of the two bays surrounding the city.
Pic related. Where I slept that night.

the correct practice of being a hobo in Japan involoves getting cardboard boxes and building a makeshift house in an unonstructive manner.

I spent some time in Asahikawa a few years ago. It's a medium sized town with some decent hostess bars and korean bbq joints. Pic related.

If you go during winter, go skiing/snowboarding at Furano.
