Sweden, is an awesome place to live. Its a good rule of thumb, that awesome places to live are shitty places to visit, and awesome places to visit are shitty places to live. There is a spectrum that places fit into.

Sweden is a very boring place to visit, the best you can hope for, is visiting the local bars and pubs and talking to the cool people that drink there. Swedish people are too fucking smart for their own good and all speak decent English. Say shit to them and drink and enjoy yourself.

Otherwise, if you have a boner for desolate forest/mountian wastelands, put on your boots and star trekkin, because Sweden is a boring, uninteresting place if you visited other more interesting countries.

Its really not worth your exchange rate and time to play i Sweden. You will meet cool people and talk to extremely cute blond chicks, but its not worth it.

Sweden should be a sideshow on a trip to europe. Thats about it.

Go to Stockholm and just wander around. It works better if it is raining so the atmosphere is proper. I found Swedish women to be rather unattractive but the streets and small shops were charming.

Swe here, I see the finns are still upset about the butthurt-period of 800 years when Finland was Swedens bitch. Until we decided it only was full of shit anyway and gave it to the ruskies in 1809. I love Sweden and wouldn't want to live in any other place but that doesn't change the fact that i'ts fucking boring, you'll be wasting your money if you come here good sir. There are both fugly and h4wt chicks here like in any bloody country, I see hot chicks daily in school, the only difference is that scandie-countries has a high proportion of blondes.

Yeah thats pretty much my thoughts on the place.

North Germany is pretty much like Sweden, only you can drink open container in public, and drinks are not obscenely expensive.

They are pretty culturally alike too, but drunken Germans are slightly more entertaining then drunken Swedes.

Sounds like a great country to live in, but there are more interesting places to go as a tourist.

There are beaches. Båstad in July. Nothing like it. Everything costs a shitload of money, it's a small town with an even smaller beach (aint even that good), but everyone with money to spend will be there. They also play tennis, I've heard. Cute girls in Bikinis should be enuff to go practically anyplace. Head further north for decent skiing, that is if you don't count other places like the rockies or the alps, or good trecking. Very good boating outside of Stockholm and Göteborg.

What did I forget? Expensive alcohol, even more expensive bars (I should know, working in one), and alot of seriously boring people. But enuff people to make your stay enjoyable, atleast to some extent.
