Has anyone taken their Nintendo DS to europe before? What do I need to recharge it?

They have a different electrical socket, it won't work.

Oh my, looks like you'll need... a socket adapter!

you're both retarded. yes, you will need a plug adapter, but first you'll need to make sure your charger runs on 200-240v at 50Hz instead of the 120v at 60Hz that the US uses.

or, get the proprietary USB cable and charge off ur laptop when you have to charge ur laptop.

btw, the charger i got with my DS wouldn't work in europe.

No, you won't. First you'll need to read what it says on your DS charger which the OP hasn't done and all will be clear.

What kind of a charger did you get?
