Hey /trv/lers,

I have the opportunity to spend a semester abroad in London, taking 5 classes at Heythrop and staying in a flat in South Kensington.

I've never been away from home, though I don't mind the idea itself.

My only concern is that I'm somewhat naive and may end up not taking full advantage of the trip on my own. That is to say, I'd tag along and go anywhere (both within and outside England) if someone was planning the trip, but otherwise I may just end up staying at the flat, reading, studying, and being a nerdfag.

Also, the trip (without traveling anywhere else) will end up costing 10k.

Is this worth my while, or a recipe for disaster?

Sway me.

I'd do it unless the money is a big issue.

DO IT. South Ken is a very posh and green area, Right near Regents and Hyde Park. Most Londoners would give their (crappy) teeth to live there. You're close enough to get anywhere decent by bus or tube fairly quickly, but its still a nice place just to take a stroll. Worry about doing something once you get here, you won't find yourself bored. Unless you're poor. Then you're fucked like me!
