You want food, huh?
Basically everything at Wynn is great but expensive. Try Country Club restaurant for lunch or (on weekdays) Tableau.
For breakfast, Bouchon (Venetian) is expensive but the best in town.
Most buffets are the same thing. Wynn, Bellagio, Paris, Rio, and (yes) Planet Hollywood (former Aladdin, a hotel not a restaurant) all have better than average buffets.
Do not eat anything at Sahara, Imperial Palace, or Flamingo. Most Bally's restaurants are mediocore. Circus-Circus is pretty bad except for the steakhouse which is non-circusy and actually well liked. If you need to eat cheap, I've eaten at almost every place in Excalibur and lived though the buffet is not recommended.
