I don't know, what do you like? I just got back from visiting my wife there. (Waiting on immigration paperwork) There's lots to see and do on Oahu. I spent three days on the Big Island (Hawaii) in Hilo, and it might be a bit slow for some. (I liked it)
My only advice that's not interest specific is GET OUT OF WAIKIKI. It's really expensive, and filled with tourists. Drive around, if you have your own car. Getting around on TheBus is awkward, but can be done. North shore is beautiful. Eat lots of really cheap and fresh fish. Try poke, if you don't mind raw fish.
