Picked up some haggis at the Highland Games in Grandfather Mountain. It was the imported, canned stuff, of course, but it was very good.
Some time later, one of my roommates and I decided to open a can to have with turnip greens and potatoes. We prepared the haggis with a healthy dose of Johnny Walker in the meat, and also a glass a piece to wash it down.
A very tasty dish, indeed, but we ended up quite drunk.
