The UK is the LAST place you should be eating sushi. Srsly. Where is that tuna/salmon going to come from? Do you know, because I sure don't. The Atlantic is the most polluted around that part of the world. And fish that's raised in a fish farm (read: most fish used for Sushi now adays) is so full of mercury and other heavy metals, that it does more harm than good to your body.
Really, the only place you should be eating sushi is the West Coast of the Americas (preferably the Pacific Northwest. Specifically British Columbia.) Japan, or at an expensive place that is willing to fly in fresh caught fish from non-polluted, sustainable areas at a huge markup. Good luck finding a place like that in Dublin, London or Paris. Well, one that you can actually afford.
