Am I playing defensively enough /sp/?

Also, any other hattrick-fags present?

needs another central defender

3-5-2 or bust.
If you want to play pressing, 4-5-1 ain't too bad though. Keep your RB and LB "defending" instead of "Towards middle", or your flanks will burn.
You might want to consider playing your RW and LW "Towards middle" for extra midfield power.

OP here

This is for a private cup. I'm drawn against someone that if they play good players I will be smashed (a few players have 10x the TSI of my own), but i will be competitive if they play a b-team.

My main hope is an ageing central-defender with a TSI of 20 and for most stats is disastrous or Non-existant. But he also has epic experience, passable defending and Titanic Set-pieces.

Also I'm afraid of being swamped in the middle by an "Attack through Middle" like i was last game.

>Warning! You have chosen a Hotmail address. Unfortunately Hotmail is very insecure and each week teams that use Hotmail for their Hattrick account get hacked. We do not forbid Hotmail, because it is your choice, but we strongly recommend that you use some other email address. In any event, Hotmail addresses will not be shown publicly in Hattrick. PLEASE AVOID Hotmail!

Your own area is best. You get a team assigned to you (which you can change the name of and otherwise customise) in that countries league.

You can arrange stuff like private leagues and cups through mid-week friendlies though.

Own country is recommended but don't hesitate to look for an active userbase if your country sucks hattrick-ass.
Also, it's impossible to get to top divisions without some kind of money-making exploit or huge financial losses. Hattrick is rediculously broken and only fun when you've just started.
