I don't know if this is entirely SPORTS related, but I'm shipping out to BCT for the Army in a few months, and I still can't pass my Physical.

I can do situps, pushups, and pullups till the end of the world, but I can't seem to get the running down.

I've tried practice, but it doesn't work.
I've been doing all kinds of conditioning exercises,
and lately I've been swimming to get my endurance up.

Do you have any advice for me?
