My upcoming AA Baseball season is tommorow and I haven't worked out since last years run.

They want me to pitch after I showed my arm strength and accuracy in a previous game where our closing pitcher got injured.

tl;dr I need some excercises that could help on my power/accuracy and also any links to pitching types/techniques would be appreciated.
