Hey Boise State, your stadium turf is fucking ugly. I don't care if your uniforms are blue, join the rest of the fucking country and straighten out this color. The players look like they're running on some kind of shitty carpet.

Damn.

I'm surprised no one's ripped it off and used red or something.

Heck, a significant segment of the population would just think the red was normal green.

Red would be kind of cool, but I'd think it would start to really annoy your eyes if it was a bright shade.

They wanted to do Frank Kush Field maroon and the lines and markers gold for a game once, but they logistics were insane and the Pac-10 would have probably shot it down anyways.

they should just pave the fucking field and make them play on it

Hey Pittsburgh, your field is a fucking mud pit. I don't care if you like playing in a bog, join the rest of the fucking country and straighten this field out. They players look like they're sinking in quicksand.

Everyone in the whole sports community knows that REAL GRASS is a fucking pain, especially when it's fucking sod over sand. Everyone here in Pittsburgh wants turf. The owners are fucking stupid though.

Hell even the Packers, who feed off their team's history more than possibly any other in American sports has decided to go to a revolutionary grass-turf hybrid.

Well that's because of how much it rains in Pittsburgh. It's not as hard at places in the U.S. where it doesn't rain two or three times a week.

OP here BTW, is anyone else watching this LA Tech @ Boise besides me? Don't really give a shit about the WAC, but I really enjoy college football.

But baseball is ZZZzzzzzz.

You haven't seen this game then. This is pure win, and it's all about making cubs fans cry as hard as possible.

The Eagles play on similar shit. It especially looks like quicksand after Temple plays there on the Saturday before.

I like the smurf turf. I also like oregon's field how its kinda two toned
>> Anonymous
>>374509
Yep, and Pitt plays home games there as well. With the open atmosphere of the field, it gets hit hard by weather, and having college games and nfl games there, it destroys it.

Hell, later in november, they play HIGH SCHOOL games there as well. Then college games, and then an nfl game on sunday afternoon.

The field is fucking terrible, and they need to go to turf.

>>374515
That's not bad, but I'm a fan of grass I guess because it being more natural in some sense. Also, there has been some evidence to suggest that turf inflicts more injuries.

People like you are the reason Wrestling exists. Baseball is amazing and just because you can't stay conscious for ten seconds without somebody getting punched in the face isn't our problem.

Also I love football. The Green Bay Packers are my favorite sporting franchise of all time, but seriously come the fuck on.

NCAA has disallowed the use of any more color field after Boise State's smurf shit field. Meaning they are the first and last

Quit BAWWWING because I don't love your precious sport. I don't care for Wrestling either. I enjoy Hockey, Football, Basketball, and yes, occasionally Soccer.
