so /sp/... lets have our serious NBA MVP discussion. by that i mean actual reasons for your pick, responses to previous posts, etc.pic related.lakers on top of west > lebron's slight stat advantage. plus, kobe's just the best player who does shit at the end of games that just wins it. he's the dagger man.
As much as Kobe is universally hated by fans, there is nobody else I would want taking the last shot, period. Look up Kobe Bryant buzzer beaters on YouTube, some sick shit, man. Stuff I never even saw Jordan do.
It's all gonna depend on who's on top of the West on April 16th. If it's New Orleans, then Chris Paul. If it's LA, then Kobe. If it's San Antonio, then Kobe.
BRON BRON! He's the leading scorer in the league and the leading scorer in the 4th. Awesome.
>>19116as a laker fan ever since i got into sports about 10 years ago, ive seen a lot of them, and it's been crazy. watching all his random buzzer beaters during the regular season has really built up what i think of him as a player - hes the best.
>>19121kobe isnt going to have the numbers because he has a better supporting cast. i know the cavs went to finals last year, but honestly gasol and odom are just too good for kobe to score 30+ points agian this year, or get lebrons 8 rebounds. regardless of individual numbers, kobe is the best player on the best team.
Should have won in '06.
>>19119It won't be New Orleans.
W.W.V.C.D.What would Vince do?

Nah. I'll give it to Pau.
Another overachieving small point guard will win it this year. Enjoy your continuing FAIL, Kobe.
>>19116Chuancy Billups would like to a word with you.
OP is a brave man and a huge risk taker to pick the best player in the NBA that is playing on the best team in the NBA as his top MVP Candidate. *rollseyes*
>>19347who said he was?still the truth
Chris Paul or LeBron James. Both are having incredible years.
