ok, I have above average coordination and so am able to fine-tune my movement. This has allowed me to excell in all sports I've ever tried practising. However there is one basic movement I seem unable to perform as well, which is jumping while in motion (idle jumping is fine).I need someopinions on my running jump: I keep running and at the last split second, I kick the ground with my left leg, bend the right leg by contracting the vastus and rectus femori muscles, and swing it forward in a pendulum motion, which allows me to collect extra momentum. Then, as my right leg apporaches the end of it's swing, I contract the soleus muscles in my left leg, "extending" my foot, to gain a little more impulse. Note that I also do the swing motion with my right arm (arm and leg swing sincronously). What I find weird: I basically am thrust into the air uniquelly by the inertia of my right leg, which seems kind of a waste. Also, my left leg is left "dangling" behind me, which makes it harder to jump over barriers.(maybe sum bad english here and there)
