Bullshit. Philly hasn't won anything ever. The biggest thing they've won in the past 5 years is the Arena Bowl.

Fuck yeah, Denver!

At least that shithole cracked the top 10.

Atlanta! Come on! We had the Olympics and stuff!

FUCK YEAH WE WON SOMETHING

>1. Miami
Eh, not really. The Heat did win it all in 06, and the Marlins in 03.
>2. San Diego
That's a given. Their teams never win anything...
>3. Indianapolis
Ummm.....no.
>4. New York
This should say Buffalo, not New York. I think they have so many teams, it's impossible for a good amount of them to not suck. Buffalo at least has never seen success, so just that one town would make sense to be here.
>5. Cincinnati
Cleveland has had it way, way worse.

My list?
1. Philly: Nothing since 83.
2. Cleveland: Nothing since 65.
3. Buffalo: Nothing, ever.
4. San Diego: Nothing, ever.
5. Seattle: Nothing since 79, and that team is gone.......
Honorable mentions: San Jose, Vancouver, Milwaukee, Phoenix.
Those are the five cities I can understand fans bitching from. Otherwise, no.

When Tampa Bay gets 8th, you know this report is terrible.

Worst city to be a fan?
Hockey: Stanley Cup 4 years ago, just got #1 overall pick, one of top 5 players in the league. High scoring team. $10 seats at every game.
Football: Might not be the best right now, but it isn't too long ago they won the Super Bowl.
Baseball: Devil Rays atop their conference. Their entire team is a bunch of kids - they will be good for a loooong time.

ps. I'm not even from Tampa Bay

The list is based on prices etc, and overpaying to see losing teams.

The Rays have a good chance at winning the championship this year. As an Angelsfag, I'm scared.

I don't think it's fair to count places like Buffalo, San Diego, or Indy, which don't have all the major sports. Of late-last couple of years, I think it's Miami. The Heat collapsed, the Dolphs went 1-15, and U of Miami football fell apart.

lrn2read the article, its about more than winning, its also based ticket prices as opposed to the median income of the area.

Philly is a great place to be a sports fan. We're all so used to losing it is part of the culture.

In fact, we just lost the survey. Touche!

Surprised Atlanta isn't on there, the Hawks are atleast getting better maybe they can manage a .500 season. The Falcons are in rebuilding mode, the Braves are declining very fast. The Thrashers, well I dunno I don't watch hockey.

the rangers never win at all, ever, they are the oldest team that hasn't gone to a world series, if you are a Rangers fan you have to be pretty loyal
