Reggie Bush sucks.

I remember when all the ESPN "experts" were ragging on the Texans for picking Mario Williams over Reggie Bush and Vince Young.

For once, the Texans got the last laugh. Who would have thought?

No shit he sucks. It's amazing that ANYONE thinks he's any good. ESPN keeps telling me how awesome he is. God do I hate them.

He only dominated at USC because the Pac-10 was full of teams that couldn't stop the run.

If he had to go up against UGA, Auburn, LSU, etc. in the "real" conference, I doubt he would have had the success that he had.

HE WAS A BACKUP IN COLLEGE!!!!!!!!!

well, that, and the fact that usc's talent level is closer to a pro team than 99% of their opponents (EXCEPT FOR STANFORD LOL)

usc vs arkansas, sept 17 2005.

70-14

bush ran for 125 yards on 8 carries, caught 3 passes for 70 yards, and scored 2 TDs with 211 total yards amassed on the day (16 on KR). usc amassed 291 yards on the ground total in that game, with an 8.8 yards-per-carry average.

this is the same arkansas team that held georgia that season to 52 yards on the ground (in 30 rush attempts), lsu to 108, and even auburn's fairly dominant ground game still only averaged 4.5 yards per carry against them.

or would you prefer 2006, when a reggie bush-less usc team went into fayeteville (NOBODY CAN BEAT SEC SPEEEEEED IN THE SOUF) and won 50-14, amassing 192 yards on the ground (4.6 ypc) against a team that went 7-1 in the SEC, losing a nail-biter to lsu, and then giving eventual "national champion florida" (beating the buckeyes lol) fits for well over a half.

in other words, you have no idea what the hell you're talking about.

But seriously, bush will have a great year this year.

MAKE HIM A SLOT RECIEVER!

He has really good hands for RB.
>> Anonymous
As strong and quick and sure-handed as Reggie is, he should really be a receiver. He would be so much better. I don't think I've seen a running back make catches out of the backfield and take off the way Bush does. And if I remember correctly, one of his first touchdowns came on a little pitch-and-catch play.

mario williams sucks more

Are you seriously trying to use facts against an SECfag? That won't get you anywhere.

/sp/ would implode if bush has a record breaking season.

That's great and everything but is it necessary to bring up a game summery from...any game the saints had last year involving Bush to combat your SEC game summaries.

Bush on defense:

Bad idea or best idea?

I said that as soon as Bush was drafted by NO. Let him run the ball in certain situations and put him in the slot the majority of other plays.
