"I kinda envy the guy; he actually thinks he's watching football."

Wow, you can interpret this in several different ways.

eh, fair enough... i certainly don't get excited about it as college football or the NFL, but i still think it's pretty interesting.

i definitely wasn't aware that i need to question my masculinity now-- owell, looks like i have to sit the family down for a talk.

i watched one game, it was something to do in a midsize american city one saturday. the cool thing about it is that we ended up at the same bar as the players, and they were normal people, not like the nfl stars that think their shit doesn't stink and all that bullshit.

also i noticed that every one of the players i met was FUCKING HUGE

sure they didn't get in the nfl, but they get paid to play a game, how much win is that?

it'd be cool if they didn't fluxuate their teams every fucking year.

every year, a team is either relocating, disbanding, or the league is expanding. hard to follow when the teams change year to year.

I hear the barnstormers are back in Des Moines. AFL2? Or did NY move back?

The only thing that follows the AFL is the Strongman Competition, on ESPN2.

Games are hella fun to watch live, tho. $8 tickets FTW.

The AF2 is starting to rival AAA-baseball as far as # of teams. I try to ignore it.

AFL has been pretty stable the last couple of years. Except the KC team folded, but if you're in a real city, you really have nothing to worry about.
