It's because of the lack of merit and participation from the audience. The Olympic Commitee doesn't want to waste thousands of dollars just hold a seperate event that no one will pay money to watch or broadcast on TV. Also, Ski Jumping is probably the most useless event in the Winter Olympics. I mean, 2006 Winter Olympics in Turino, in the 3 Ski Jumping Events held, all the medals were shared between 3 countries. I mean, an Olympic competion isn't an Olympic competion when you know who is going to win all the events. Besides, Women have a competition in any other Skiing & Snowboarding event, and they even have their own competition in the Snowboard halfpipe, so is it really that great of a loss is they can't compete in this one?
PS: I'm not sure a lot of people here realize that in the Olympics, Women and Men don't compete against each other, they have their own seperate competitions of the same event.
PPS: I love how you talked like you were so disgusted because there is Women inequality in the Olympics, yet you included racial and sexually discriminative words in your picture. LULZ, HIPPOKITE!
inb4: itz all beijings fault. damn commies
