If you want to go D1, you just got to be really fucking fast and agile. Height won't really matter much (see Trinton Holiday)

Also it depends what your weight is. Are you a DeSean Jackon/Ginn Jr. type or a large tight endish reciever that is good at blocking?

Some of the greatest WR's ever came from FCS (1-AA). That is probably the one position where your college performance is outweighed by your combine numbers.

It all depends.

You could be 6'4 215 and run a 4'7.

Or you could be 5'11 160 and run a 4'4.

At receiver the ability to run routes well and make good catches factors into it as much if not more than just general stats.
