>> Anonymous

NEVER. I still think this is going 7 games, no way PHX is gonna give up hat easily to be taken out in 4 games.
>> Anonymous
There's no way Pho is going to win this if their bench doesn't step up.

In both games, they were dominating when Nash, Shaq, and Amare were fresh. Once they got tired, and the bench did nothing, the deep SAS bench was able to walk over them.

Barbosa and Diaw need to step up.
>> Anonymous
>>75423
Hill is back and healthy, I think that might be enough for them to make it a series atleast.
>> Anonymous
SA will let loose a bit, Manu's shot will be off. Suns win and sunsfags think they can take the series.
>> Anonymous
suns win this one because they HAVE to. plus, they played /sa/ close for to games on the road, they could still win the series and it wouldn't surprise anyone.
>> Seeker_Annonymous
>>75488
Yeah, but then, the playoffs are a different field from the regular season and it's in the postseason where the Spurs turn it up. Frankly, I dunno how the Suns' coach keep them playing, since being ahead for the most part of game 1 before floudering and eventually folding to San Antonio in double OT. Add in that TIm Duncan scores 40+ points on you despite the Suns claiming that they're finally ready to put some D on him and it makes for an emotionally crushing debacle that perhaps any other team would have collapsed from that.

Anyways, I take the Spurs between 5-6 games. Phoenix seems a little better, but they still aren't ready to unseat San Antonio just yet.

Anyone remember the Nuggets-Sonics series from 1992-93?

i'm sick of the spurs stealing games that they didn't deserve to win, and that definitely happened in game one. Suns should have been able to win in some of the previous years if it weren't for some really bad luck, and they should be able to this year as well.
>> Anonymous
i think the suns can get two at home, as previously mentioned, they were close games they lost in sa. i don't give a shit about either team, just would rather it be 7 games than the empty time while we wait for next round

Suns win by 20 due to spurs not giving a shit, Suns fans decide the series is in the bag, only to lose 4-2.
>> Anonymous
>>75611

Incidently, I'm pissed off about something related to watching that game. Anyways, my whole family and I were following the game closely as they were neck and neck. When Duncan nailed that shot near the end, it felt good. My dad at that moment when a timeout was called by the Lakers said, " Time to record Fraiser." I wondered what the hell he was doing since the Lakers still had time for a final play and Fraiser didn't start for another fucking 7 minutes. So I winded up going back to my room to finish watching the game. And then Fisher made that shot and i was pretty pist off right there and then, but more about my dad changing the fucking channel before the game was over.

Fuck you, if you win championships, you don't EVER get to bitch about anything.

Spurs take it, and win series 4-1

I think the game is going to hinge on foul trouble and D'Antonio would do well to tell his guys to pace themselves if he's going to depends on a shallow bench.

The second half is just murdering the suns.

Let me tell you why this statement is full of fail:

1. Nash and O'Neal are SLOW. Can't get into position just enough to get in Duncan and Parker's way.
2. I don't care if Amare Stoudamare is King fucking Kong, he can't defend shit.
3. They've been picked and rolled ALL NIGHT! You'd think D'Antoni would have come up a scheme to break it up, but he didn't.
4. Spurs have more discipline on their defensive assignments, hence no fail.
5. The Suns have too much on their hands so the comeback is not gonna happen. That, and they choke against the Spurs come the playoffs. I bet they're praying they should be playing the Hornets instead.

The only thing they got going for them is that they don't have Mike 'Look-at-me-mouth-off-like-an-idiot' Biddy. That's about the only positive I see for them.

I still stand with Spurs winning the series 4-5 games.
