How come Americans can run around in shoulder pads and stack hats and still think they're the tuffest in the world? Ironcally French soccer players turn out to be tougher.

Aside from Andre the Giant and Napoleon, France hasn't had anyone worth two shits.

Don't forget Jean Reno.

How come the only thing trolls have on football is that it takes padding so you dont break your spine every time you get smashed into by a linebacker. Also France sucks cocks.

I'm not a frog, just pointing out they don't wear shoulderpads like the yank in the picture.

I should be offended at being called a euro and a frog but hey, better than a yank in drag.

Seriously though why don't they atleast get rid of the stackhat?

But it's funny seeing Frenchie and his inferior European friends fail at making football seem like less of a sport than soccer.

I'd rate soccer exactly the same as American football when it comes to the pussy-whipped-pansy factor, they can't take a tackle without braking an ankle. And you just can't take a tackle without being wrapped up in cottwool + 20inches of uncompressed foam.

I assume that post was supposed to be ironic, or just a product of the American education system. Either way it worked!

Try crashing full speed into a guy the same way you do in football, without pads. hospitalget

Holy shit, rugby does not have the sudden changes in moment that accompanies American Football. If they did then they would probably wear padding as well.

FDR tried to ban American Football in it's infancy since the players, then, didn't wear any padding and deaths were becoming more frequent. The safety concern is legitimate.

I don't understand why poor technique is acceptable though. In rugby I can only think of 1 instance where someone broke their neck from a scrum and we all know a scrum is A LOT more dangerous than just pushing a fat bloke away with your arms.
