Hello /sp/
I know there are some raging BRETT FAVRE fags around, but let's talk about a greater QB, named TOM BRADY.

This man is a god amongst QB's. He's what, 10 years younger than Brett Favre and this is a list of things he has won:

# 4x Pro Bowl selection (2001, 2004, 2005, 2007)
# 2x All-Pro selection (2005, 2007)
# 3x Super Bowl champion (XXXVI, XXXVIII, XXXIX)
# 2x Super Bowl MVP (XXXVI, XXXVIII)
# Sportsman of the Year (2005)
# SI NFL POY (x1)
# Sporting News Sportsman of the Year (2004, 2007)
# AP Male Athlete of the Year (2007)
# AP NFL MVP (2007)
# AP NFL Offensive Player of the Year (2007)

Tom is indeed a great QB. No qualms here about him being considered as the all time best.

That's a little harsh. I almost believed him.

It was written with too much class and the Bel Air was poor.

Good point. Plus, we all know everybody hates Tom Brady.

Without a doubt.

And coming from a Masshole that fucking sucks.

It's really not his fault though, The offensive line looked like shit and idiot Bellichick went for a 4th and long instead of kicking the field goal that would have made the game a tie at the end of the 4th and go to OT instead of a loss.

It wasn't a gimme FG. I don't know if I fault him for going for it. Look at the offense he's working with! That offense got him there. He went down with 'em.

And this is from someone who hates the Pats.

Good QB on a great team does not make you the greatest

Bledsoe was a good QB on a great team. It took a great QB to take them to the Superbowl and a win (or 3).

Gostkowski was unstoppable in the post season. It was shorter than half the field, he'd have made it.

Bledsoe was not a good QB.

Brady would be nothing without Belicheat, and he would likely suck if he wasn't on the Pats.

He cheated to win those Super Bowls so it does not count.

ITT:Pathaters that only hated them into recently when they got DAMN GOOD.

Face it, the Pats are the best team in the NFL and lead hands down by the best QB in the NFL and easily Top 3 QB's of all time.

I think I've said this before, but right now I have Brady around 7 or 8 on my "best QBs ever" list. It's not that he hasn't proved himself yet, but he just needs a few more years of play to get his stats up with the big boys.

I told my Packerfag friend that in a few years, Brady will be bigger in New England than Favre is in Green Bay.

It doesn't take a great QB to win a Super Bowl. Christ look at Brad Johnson or Trent Dilfer. All it takes is a QB who can just get the job done. The QB actually being good or great is a nice bonus.

in terms of playoff performance, the only players who're better than tom at this point are Joe Montana and Terry Bradshaw (lolsteroiduser). By the time Brady retires (and he's gone on record saying he wants to play for a loooong time) he'll have the stats to clearly be ahead of those bimbos and maybe even PEHTIN MAHNNAN if Chad Jackson lives up to his potential.

Joe Cool and Bradshaw never lost a Super Bowl. /thread

Bradshaw could've been a retarded 5 year old and the Steelers defense+weapons would've carried him to the wins.

Can't say much against Montana though, he got the job done with and without all the toys.
