Look at it this way, the Sonics are undefeated.

Ohio has more instances of fail:

Bengals were supposed to be average and are the only 0-8 team in the league.
Browns were supposed to be good and are mediocre.
Indians are not terrible, but are slightly above average in a very good division.
Reds are a bad team with little hope ahead.
The East is getting better quicker than the Cavs are, and LBJ will inevitably leave for a bigger market.
Blue Jackets are NOT a playoff team.
Lolhio State

And then a bunch of MAC and Big East football nobody cares about.

But for per capita fail, Washington is still worse.

Even Eastern Washington (a traditionally good FCS team) lost to lowly Sacramento State today. Fucking Suck State! WTF is going on up there?

Cincinnati controls its own destiny in the Big East. If they win out, they go to a BCS bowl.

Oh boo hoo, Ohio. Washington has (for all intents and purposes) five major sports teams: Seattle Mariners, Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Sonics (defunct), Washington Huskies, Washington State Cougars. All five are either at the bottom of their respective sport, or are gone.

You're sad because your teams were supposed to be great and they're only mediocre? Cry me a river. Our teams were supposed to be awesome (Mariners and Seahawks, at least) and are near or are at the worst level possible.

I am holding out some hope for the Seahawks.

Yeah I know crazy crazy crazy.

I'm just le sad about Washington sports in general.

I begin each year with high hopes only to have it all end in tears.
