both crosby and wade put up the numbers

but it is lol-worthy that they got owned by injuries after
>> Anonymous
>>51313

Eh. Crosby would actually be competing if not running away with the scoring leader race if he didn't get injured. It's true that the league is pushing him like a mother fucker though but he's not just a star cause the league says so.

>> Anonymous
>>51430
i dunno, i kinda like blowing a 7 game lead with 17 to go alot
also the 2004 alcs, blowing a 3-0 against one of your biggest rivals. 4 chances to close the door, but whoops

but again, 18-1 is 18-1.
>> Anonymous
>>51432

are you talking about the yankees? cause I really coudint give a fuck about them. Also in a series like that there have been comebacks before. No one has gone 18-0 and lost the final game. No one. I quote your hero tom brady: "Plex is saing we are only going to score 17 points lol" yea biggest fail ever.

>Also in a series like that there have been comebacks before.

Uh, no there haven't. Baseball had never seen a 3-0 playoff comeback before 2004.

>>51442

I didint mean in baseball only. That was shocking yea, but I think the pats loss was way worse.

Crosby has been marketed to hell and has done very little to promote the game.

Ovechkin is a true star who built himself up to being the true face of the NHL. He's no pussy like Crosby, and he's super fun to watch. Hell, Malkin is better than Crosby.

Pretty much the same thing happened in the 90's with a little faggot named Eric Lindros. Everyone touted him as "the next Gretzky" however injuries and his overbearing parents kept him from living up to all the hype. Although he did win MVP in 1996, he hasn't really done much in the NHL. He's retired now.

It all started with a media circle jerk.

AGREED

Lindros now is actually VP of the NHLPA
