The thing is, he really doesn't have traditional "breakaway speed," in pads anyway. He has enough, but he gets it done with his strength & more with elusiveness... the quick cuts/misdirection, you go that way, he's already going the other... the stiff arms, the athleticism. The fluid way he & Caleb King both move & plant & have their hips on a swivel, it's fun for everybody to watch except opposing defenders (...& ESPN, apparently). Herschel was faster & even more powerful, he'd rather just run thru a nigga than around them... but he didn't have 'Shon's smooth moves either. To be fair tho, he didn't really need em.
And it's Moreno FWIW, pronounced more like (Dan) Marino than the more Spanish sounding version... definitely the best UGA back since Garrison Hearst, if not Walker.
