I see a bunch of really sick blocking there.

Thats the game where he set the record.

I've never seen anybody with his combination of speed, power, and moves. If he develops into a better blocker, I'm not sure you could say any player on any team is more valuable to his team.

He's gonna get injured and then he's going to be average for the rest of his career.

Prove me wrong.

>He's gonna get injured and then he's going to come back from it and dominate like usual.

Fixt. I could see injuries shortening his career when he's 28 or 29, especially if they keep riding him like they are now and don't get any QB help, but this man is a freak of nature.

He was injured his last season of college. He was injured for a lot of the second half last season. Yet, he's dominating right now. If the season ended right now he would win MVP fo' sho'

however A-Train is a good guy, met him when he was up here in Denver once.

It's all about the blocking. The Vikings have an incredible offensive line. Peterson is a capable back, but it's likely that many starting backs in the NFL could gain as much or more yards if they played for the Vikings.

I wouldn't go that far, but you are mostly right. The Vikes have a vicious good O-line. But a running back like Peterson only comes around every few years.

adrian peterson does well in the open field but whos to say that a downhill back like Jackson for the giants isn't as good because hes a different type?

Whos to say that numbers dont matter when talking about LT?

Whos to say that goaline runs are irrelevant when talking about Lendale White?

Whos to say that screen pass runs dont count as with Reggie Bush?

Everybodys different.
But the point is, adrian peterson doesnt do enough for the vikings to win.
So obviously, he sucks.
PROOVE ME WRONG.

Did LT ever do enough for the Chargers?

>>471007
Except Bush is fail, overrated and to make it worse only effective on screen passes? Sad.

Agreed that backs are different based on need. You throw big half backs like Jacobs and or even power runners like Taylor. You're gonna get out somewhere.

Peterson makes good on his quick agility, and with a great O-line he has proven to be the best.

However that might be the only fit for him. Years from now if he ends up a free agent and some of these teams, oh I dunno (Dallas) would try to pick him up, I bet you he will be worthless.
