4:52 in high school, I was a high jumper so I focused on short sprints and the 400 when I did run. But I also ran cross country to keep in shape, one day during practice we were doing repeat miles at T(threshold), and since I was a sprinter I only had to do one, and busted that out. Recently I did a 6:30(give or take 5 seconds), I haven't ran for 2 years and def had a bit left in me.
