after watching two quarters of this gimp hobble up and down the court, i realized that not every horse can be a champion. some are destined to be glue.

R U A FUCKIN' A?

It's one half. Half of a game. They're playing the best team in the west. It's his first NBA game. He has jitters.
>> Anonymous
>>437576
exactly. one half and he's already hurt. this after missing the whole season with a serious knee injury. not to mention the broken hand in college.

do you honestly think he'll last 82 games? just shoot him now and put him out of his misery.
>> Anonymous
>>437579

He's not hurt.
>> Anonymous
82 games? This negro better last 820 games. He didn't get drafted to put in 1 year.
>> Anonymous
>>437584
he's hurt, he's just still playing. obviously you didn't see him limp around after he fell that first time.
>> Dwight !!IuEkjyZU9/i
Oden may not be injured now, but he's easily hurt. He gets hurt very easily, and with the hacks they do on star players to get advantage these days, Oden will probably get knocked out early his year.

And I like Oden. He seems like a nice guy, but a very easy person to break.
>> Anonymous
>>437586

If he was hurt he wouldn't be fucking playing faggot. He just tweaked his ankle. He's fine.
>> Dwight !!IuEkjyZU9/i
Never mind, Oden is in the locker room for some reason and isn't out there.

He may be injured.

Wow, really bad luck.
>> Anonymous
>>437591
semantics, asspounder, my point is he's brittle. and now he's not playing at all, so even by your definition of hurt you look like a stupid fag.

I feel bad for Laker fans. Sure, they'll win this game, but it's obvious this team doesn't have a collective identity.

Here's how the Lakers are currently built: they'll finish with anywhere between the 1st and third seed and they won't make the finals.

As he lay in the locker room, Greg looked at me with a tired, wandering eye. It was a sad sight, to see this ostensibly majestic thoroughbred for what he really was. Broken and helpless. And I knew at that moment it was time for him be put down.

I fed Greg some sugar cubes and led him out of the locker room. I walked him around the court for the last time, and with a tear in my eye, tied him to the basket post. As he sat there, staring plaintively at the rows of empty seats, I reached behind my back and pulled out grandpa's old revolver. Then I went up to old Greg and patted him on the butt one last time.

I couldn't bear to watch. I couldn't bear to breathe. And when the sound of the revolver rang it was as if the entire world stopped, as if hope itself had died.

Blood spattered the walls as Greg reared his mighty head back. The bullet had merely winged his trachea, and he was wrenching about the locker room violently gasping for air through the wound in his neck.

Panic gripped me, but I could not look away, as the life force bled slowly from his once magestic frame. The end would not come quickly to the powerful beast, and as he fought for the breath that would not come, he soiled his already sweat-ridden gym shorts.

spursfag here,

I like this kid, hope this injuries are just anomalies and fuck off

A consistent, defensive minded big man who you can run your offense through is worth a million kobes

(Dwight Howard will just be another Alonzo mourning, I like the guy but TWO HAND GORILLA DUNK will only get you so far)

well, that's because a different anon wrote that.

too bad oden's offensive game is worse than howard's. even if he manages to get healthy, he's still a liability on offense.
>> Anonymous
oden isn't fragile, the floor of the staples center is made out of bernard pollard game worn jerseys.
>> Anonymous
you're all wrong, greg oden hurts himself because greg oden is emo.
>> Anonymous
who wants to draw grig idin?
>> Anonymous
No. Greg Oden IS as old as he looks. It's osteoporosis, and every step he takes, he risks injury.
>> Anonymous
>>437764
>>437757
but dude you tied him to the post of the basket and you somehow shot him in the locker room? something seems fishy here. I don't think you were the one who put this beast down. sounds like a shoop.
>> Anonymous
>>437929
no, the second post is a fanfiction by a different writefag who not only fucked up continuity but the character's fragility.

old greg died that day on the court. he couldn't survive a shot from a bb gun, let alone a real one. you could say it was the only shot either of us ever made.

Oden is free. His withered body released from the sling, the screws, the casts, the pain, the confinements of a broken body. He is free to run. To wear the crown and a garland of flowers around his neck.

It was another Bowie. An experiment failed. No matter how many times Gendo cloned him - regardless of the uncanny resemblance, the withering legs and feet - he knew in his heart that the injured soul that lay in his arms was not his beloved Bill Walton.
