chelsea and man u have payed there way to the top, why cant city?

i used to support everton myself but i think its utter fucking shit the amount of money clubs spend on players these day's. i cant help but wonder what the £34m they spent on robinoh (sorry if i spelt it wrong) could have done for charity. im just gonna watch the lower league matches like tranmere. football at its purist. until they get promoted...

I'm pretty sure he still owns somewhere between 10- 20%. He's also been appointed some meaningless roll by the new guys.

>>358019
To say United only bought their success is a bit harsh on them. Busby Babes, Class of 92, etc.. From the later 90s they've done well at getting everyone else's best players, but they were successful before then, especially in the FA Cup.

the way the gap between the big four and the rest are going who knows if it'll be long at all. the gap between premiership clubs and the league championship is already ridiculous.

Yeah it's not like Tevez, Berbatov, Hargreaves, Ronaldo, Ferdinand, Evra, Carrick, or Van Der Sar were successful before joining the club.

But I'll give you points for Scholes, Giggs, Rooney, and Fletcher though.

Neville's too.

Brown. And too a lesser extent but he still has more medals than Terry... O'Shea. :D

And rumour has it was only because of differing laws between the English and Scottish FA that United didn't get McGeady on a professional contract.

Where's your Champion's League trophy, gooner scum?

manchester city winning the champions league would be a real shame

and i hope that man utd start to play like the first half of the year, because playing like this i doubt that the can beat liga de quito in japan

liga de quito is not playing very well too, but with the players that man utd has it's a real shame too
