But Lebron will still be here next year.

And probably the years after that.

lol @ Cleveland fans who think LBJ is staying.

lol, cavaliers fans, first off let me express how sorry I am that you can't get married anymore in california.

lebron had a press conference before the game. a few points he made:
- he talked about tim duncan, who took a pay cut in san antonio so they could sign guys like ginobli and parker. he then said san antonio wasn't a big market.
- he was then asked about the importance of defense. lebron said that defense is important (lol d'antoni) and it is especially important in the playoffs
- doesn't care about market or money, just wants to win

so there. cleveland is 11-3, and doing fairly well this year. if lebron brings even one championship, i would have no hard feelings about him leaving. new yorkers have no idea how hard it is to be a sports fan in cleveland.

I'll just leave this here.

what this anon said. Also, protip New Yorkfags: LeBron will be a free agent in 2010, not "next year"

whatever. I think it is Ohio's fault that all jobs are leaving, you do not work nearly as hard as the Chinese. Lazy hillbilly trash, with bad "university" around them.

lmao man. What do you THINK King James is going to say? Of course he's going to cozy up to you hillbilllys out there in flyover country- he's stuck in Failhio for the next two seasons. He'll get his reward in 400 or so days and counting when he becomes a Knick (and the first billion dollar athlete with all the endorsements everyone will be clamoring to sign him to), and THAT is a guarantee.

I really don't see why people think LBJ is anything but a brand name. He will never win that ring as long as he goes up against tough defensive teams because he turns into a (horrible) long range jump shooter.

LBJ is way too expensive to build a championship team around at this point in his life. Maybe he will take that "pay cut" later on in his career but definitely not any time soon.

Maybe if we would stop trading away/wasting draft picks we'd be able to get a star in the wings for when LeBron's gone. Not someone of his caliber, but a #1 scoring option that can play D.

Also,

lol @ flyover country. There's a lot of open farmland but it's not nearly as bad as the forsaken border states.

crazy thought come 2010. LeBron will become a Laker. Jut telling your Chalupa.
