Worst decision ever, runners-up in the EPL and CL and he loses his job... Pfft Roman Abramovich has no clue
>> Anonymous
Cheer up Isreal kid.

A bit sorry for him... he did what Jose couldn't do in what... 2 or 3 years?

Atleast Jose won something, and he built the team Grant coached.

Runners up in the EPL, CL.... Carling Cup, Charity Shield and should've won the easiest FA cup they could've ever hoped for.

Chelsea have also put in incredibly bad displays this season.

mourinho is amused

To be fair, neither Avram or Jose should have been sacked. They both have an exceptional track record at Chelsea. Hell, Sir Alex didn't win anything in his first year at Man Utd. These things take time.

Roman wants Chelsea to climb a mountain in a day.

Chelski have to big dream... Go back to being a middle team, where you belong

He invests like more than 70m every year.

They SHOULD be able to win. They just dont cause their managers suck. "LULZ I HAV A GUD TEEM, ILL PLAY DEFENSIVE!!11"

Instant success almost never happens. Teams take time to gel.

Moruinho winning the League so quickly was amazing enough.
>> Anonymous
>>114731
I already said they didnt win shit cause their managers suck. Mourinho may be good at controlling his players, but he doesnt win shit with his tactics.

Capello is better than him if you want defensive bullshit football.

Apparently, mourinho winning the premiership in his first 2 seasons doesn't count?
>> Anonymous
>>114744
League doesnt count with international teams. Unless you win league + CL.

Seriously, you cant count a league as a big thing when you dont have more than 4 good teams in it.
>> Anonymous
>>114747
I challenge you to name any League with 5 or more good teams and you're definition of 'good team' obviously means that the team regularly challenges for the CL
>> Anonymous
>>114752
Thats why i said international teams cant count a league as a big thing.

Big teams always have to challenge for CL, thats why they have many fans, thats why they invest many millions, thats why they have history and tradition, thats why theyre big.

His tactics apparently were good enough to win the UEFA Cup and the Champion's league two years in a row, with FC Porto.
>> Anonymous
>>114754
For the most part, winning the league is what shows the consistency of a team, just as for the most part, winning the CL shows how well a team can produce on big occasions.

I don't see how you can think winning the CL is a big deal when you think winning the league isn't. If a team wins the CL and not their domestic league they can't claim to be the best team in Europe as far as I;m concerned.
>> Anonymous
>>114768
Thats the problem with most managers right now, they dont go for both, which they should.

If Rijkaard could win league + CL then other teams should be able, just like Ferguson just did.

>>114767
And Valencia won CL, and this year they were about to get relegated, if teams dont show consistency they just got lucky.
>> Anonymous
>>114775
When the hell did Valencia win the Champion's League?

And FC Porto is one of the most consistent teams in Europe, they dominate their league and most of the time they get to the quarter-finals of the CL.

2001, lol.

Meh, i dont see Porto doing anything important.
>> Anonymous
Valencia made the finals 2-3 times in a row but always failed at the final hurdle.
>> Anonymous
>>114789
I dont know what you've been smoking but the Valencia I know failed in all their CL finals.

I ignore bayern, so its a win for me.
