Basketball Anonymous
Hi anon, I have a question for basketballfags here.

If a nigger shoots the ball, but the ball bounces of the board WITHOUT even touching the rim, the nigger who shot the ball cannot immediately rebound the ball, unless the ball bounces at least twice on the ground, rite?

I played with a couple of fags in the park and they, being ignorant, argued their snobby asses off on this point, saying there is no such rule.

Am I stupid, or are they? In return, classy-looking girls.

wtf thats not a rule. Where the hell did you get that from

10/10 if you are a troll. would rage a million times.

If you thinking about airball it's not touching the BACKBOARD not just the rim.

I'm not a troll. And that's definitely a rule... I'm sure of it. Either you're as ignorant as the niggers or you're the troll.

Anyone else play basketball on /sp/?

Alright Black Star, let me update you on basketball rules you dumbfuck.

You CAN rebound the ball (if it doesn't go in) as long as it touched the rim. As far as your learned-from-watching-NBA knowledge is concerned, it seems as though my original post doesn't make sense cause it is extremely rare for a NBA player to completely miss the rim.

On the other hand, if the ball does not touch the rim - (1) bounces off the board, (2) air ball - the player who shot the ball cannot immediately execute a rebound, because that is equivalent to a double dribble.

I'm just looking to verify this here, don't need to address nubshit streetballers like u. So can someone else confirm this please.

In the National Basketball Association, a dribble is movement of the ball, caused by a player in control, who throws or taps the ball into the air or to the floor.

The dribble ends when the player:

1. Touches the ball simultaneously with both hands
2. Permits the ball to come to rest while he/she is in control of it
3. Touches the ball more than once while dribbling, before it touches the floor

I didn't know we were allowed to make rules up at our own whim. I'll have to try this.

FAGGOTS - IF THE BALL HITS THE BACKBOARD, THE SHOOTER CAN GET IT AND DO WHATEVER THE FUCK HE WANTS. IT ALSO COUNTS AS A SHOT TOWARDS STATS.

HOWEVER, IF THE SHOT DOES NOT HIT THE RIM, IT DOES NOT AFFECT THE SHOT CLOCK

NOW GET THE FUCK OFF /sp/ IF YOU DIDN'T KNOW THIS BECAUSE YOU'RE A FAILURE AND HAVE NO BUSINESS DISCUSSING SPORTS

Instead of wondering or inventing rules, why don't you check them at the source.
