AL: Francisco Rodriguez (if he breaks the save record), otherwise it's Cliff Lee

NL: B-Webb

AL: Cliff Lee. K-Rod might break the saves record, but if you look at all the other stats, he's usually no better than 3rd, if that.

NL: Brandon Webb, but Tim Lincecum is a close close second to me.

AL: Tony Pena Jr.

OP is a faggot who doesn't know good pitching when he sees it.

1 save would be the determining factor for you in the AL cy young race? k-rod isn't even close to deserving.

I agree, maybe if he put up better numbers like Gagne in '05.

Redsoxfag here. Daisuke shouldn't be in the running. Faggot walks everyone. Lester's been much better

No, but getting that many saves as K-Rod has this season is a tough feat. You rarely see pitchers with over 50 saves in one season.

Are you saying Jesus Christ couldn't get 50 saves?

Jesus Christ can suck it, and no.

he's had a shit ton of save opportunities, that happens when you play on a good team. also, he has 5 blown saves.

so much of it depends on the team you play for, and a save isn't exactly the hardest thing to achieve in baseball. you can get a save if you come into the game with the tying run ON DECK and get the last out.

C.C.? Are you fucking trolling? How could it not be Webb?

I can see CC being in the race, since moving to the NL he's been the best pitcher in the NL. He's fucking dominated everyone.

He did wonders for my fantasy team

Johan will not beat out Webb...fucking dumb Mets fan.

Cliff Lee in the ALL and Webb in the NL. Anyone who believes Webb is not the best pitcher in the majors is a clueless cunt who should be forced to go to every single Pirates game, home and away, until such time as they repent for their stupidity.
