But I think the people counting the Red Sox out of the series simply because of the Angels' record, and the regular-season matchups between the two teams, is going about it wrong, since what happens in the playoffs can have little-to-no resemblance to what happens in the regular season.
Just last year, the Yankees owned a 6-0 record against the Indians in the regular season, but the Indians won the ALDS 3-1. Just saying.
