Lists as many reasons why football is gay

1. nba has 82 games a season, mlb has 100+ games a season, and nhl has 82 games a season but good ol nfl has what? 17?

2. People like OP make retarded posts like this

>2. MLB is 2 minutes of action crammed into 3 hours.

2. MLB is 2 minutes of action crammed into 3 hours.

For a retard who does not understand the intricacies of the game, yes. You're obviously a typical blue collar, dumbass football fan.

Not OP.

Except the 90,000 Brits who bought up all the tickets in 45 minutes
>> Anonymous
>>486681

75% of the people in attendance were Americans abroad. And there were also 9,000 empty seats recorded after the first half.

Keep your shitty NFL aids in your own country.

britfag here. my mates were actually in attendance for the game and they left after the first half (or quarter.. whatever you call it). and yeah, most of the crowd were yanks.

>>486716

also should add, we all found it humorous that the american media were all shitting themselves because of how fast the tickets sold out, and they were saying how "omg we're globalizing the NFL ^____^". Incase you didn't know, the NFL is as much of a joke over here as the MLS is.

okay here's my bit.

Hockey has like 20 players 3 offense 3 defense.
football has 53 players 11 on offense 11 on defense

Football has more physical contact because that's all they do is get tackled.

Hockey has ramming into people, and fights. Which happen a lot. But every play pretty much? Doubtful.

60 minutes of clashing, and changing strategies and stuff.
60 minutes of skating around chasing a rubber puck with a stick, in hoping to score atleast once in an hour.

I dunno, only person in nhl i can give really a lot of credit 2 is goalie he plays all 60 minutes.

i wonder which is harder catching a ball with your hands our controlling a small puck on ice while skating with a long stick.
>> Anonymous
>>486784

I haven't weighed on on this topic but lets change that to be true.

>i wonder which is harder catching a ball, before a 200-300 pound man hits you while running at full speed hoping he can dig a trench with your body and you try to avoid it, with your hands or controlling a small puck on ice long enough til someone else is open and closer to the goal, while skating with a long stick.

and what you think getting checked by a hockey player isn't as hard? theres less friction on ice = more velocity

baseball isn't a contact sport.
basketball isn't a contact sport.
Football is a full contact sport.

you try playing 82 football games in 6 months.
>> Anonymous
>>486861

Just cause they are on ice it doesn't mean they are going faster. Hockey is a fast sport definitely but mostly cause the puck is moving fast around the ice. Yeah checking can be rough, but generally its not as hard hitting as a safety coming up and laying out an unaware receiver.

>>486861
Actually, the low friction makes the collisions LESS hard, you'll learn about that in high school physics

The obvious answer has already been said earlier in here. However, most countries realize they have no chance to compete with the US in football. Just like US can't really compete in soccer internationally.

most checks happen against the boards so the force has no were else to go. granted the boards are made to absorb the force

Besides full contact, football's a thinking man's sport. New strategies arise every season, with hundreds of possible outcomes.
