The fitting thing is that the one state they have seems to be getting a lot of the win: Michigan, lol. (Pistons one win from CF; Red Wings one win away from getting in NHL Finals; Tigers finally starting to look like team that was hyped up all pre-season; the Lions are the one exception of Michigan, just as the Indians are the one exception in Ohio)
Also, I find it funny that after a shitty year, Michigan was able to beat a good SEC team in a bowl game, while Ohio State, after a great year, wasn't.

Note: I live in California, so I am more telling it as is, and not trying to make Michigan look great; if I wasn't telling it as it is, I would be promoting California teams, not Michigan teams.

Michigan beat Florida. Florida was pretty shitty. And Tebow is/was overrated. As for the OPs question, it's because (professionally) every single team is owned or managed like shit. Ohio State has no excuse, they just downright fail.

Ohio State is a giant black hole of fail, sucking in everything around it.

Within state boundaries anyway.

Also, I'm born and raised in Michigan so I'm bred to know Ohio sucks ass.

I'm not talking just about sports (though yeah, Fuck the Wolverines, and the Spartans suck in Football, so meh), but the state in general.

LOL State rivalry over a small strip of land a long fucking time ago

Like I said, Fuck UofM.

I'm with State, at least we're expected to suck and don't dissappoint everyone season after season with failed expectations like the Wolverenes and Buckeyes.
