Los Angeles, despite its lack of success in the playoffs, have a nice history. Gretzky, Dionne, Robitaille, Potvin, Taylor, McSorley, Hrudey...their recent success has been limited, but I can see them getting some promising prospects and can be an up and coming club that'll pull some nice numbers in the coming seasons.
The Kings pull decent, loyal crowds. Also, many celebrities attend Kings games, more than any other team in the League (Anaheim's a close second, due to the proximity to LA).
My favorite King is former Wolverine Michael Cammaleri.
