It can't possibly be curling, can it?

Yea, CFL is gay, and dude I live in Saskatchewan, I have to go through LOL RIDERS GREY CUP CHAMPS EVERY 19 YEARS !!!!111!!!111ONEONE. But we do like basketball actually, my friend Steve can tell you all about that. Lacrosse is gaining popularity and is superior to hockey. We like football a little bit, but I wish we didn't have to play the gay CFL way.

curling, lacrosse, and high-profile canadians in other sports. Morneau, Nash, Walker, etc.

fact: CFL game is better than NFL game. the CFL just doesn't have the advertisement cash to tell you the truth. seriously, the 3-down game is all about the big play, which is more exciting than a bunch of 4-yard gains.

I'm inclined to agree. Overall I prefer watching the CFL over the NFL. Could just be because I grew up watching it but I honestly find it more entertaining.

>basketball, baseball, football, and dirty immigrants who came to Canada to leech of the health care like euro football.

I've never set foot in North America but I'm wondering why don't the canadian CFL teams just join the NFL? There's a shitload more money in the NFL for them then there'll ever be for them in the CFL.

just hockey.

Because they are two completely different games with different rules, played on entirely different skill levels, in two completely different countries?

Collective Bargaining agreement, does you know it? Why would current NFL owners and teams want to revenue share with a bunch of new teams? Not only do they take away money, but there would be more competition in an already tight league, and playing more than 16 games a season would drain on the health of any club.

i live in toronto we watch hockey, soccer, basketball. everything you amerifags watch. but baseball and nfl is for fags

Sup OP. Canada is very much like the United States, presumably where you reside.

Toronto Blue Jays (MLB). That's baseball btw.
Toronto Raptors (NBA). That's basketball btw.
Toronto even has it's own soccer team, the Toronto FC.

In Canada we have our own football league, by football I mean throwing, it's called the CFL and it's not great. Some Canadians also like the NFL which is also football.

Many Canadians even like sports such as lacrosse, soccer, etc.

Milk comes in bags in Canada (sometimes cartons).

It is my understanding that the rest of Canada hates Toronto with a passion.

Because Toronto is very much like America, and has all the American stuff.

We like a little bit of everything, but yeah, 95% of the time its all about the hockey. Lacrosse is gaining popularity like all hell, and UFC gets really good ratings up here.

Lacrosse? LACROSSE?!?!?

... well. I don't approve of that at all, but it's better than NASCAR. But would it kill you guys to shoot some hoops now and then? You DO have gyms up there without ice floors, right?

A challenger appears...

(I know we're supposed to be avoiding hockey, but saying anybody but Gretzky is Canada's greatest athlete is borderline heresy)
