Official Unofficial Cowboys Better Than Your Team Thread

Wow, the Cowboys played awful compared to what they normally do, and still put away the Packers @ Lambeau?

Du duu duuh da duuh duh duuh Go Pack Go looooool

Also, if that tripfag who is all about Roethlisberger and the Steelers reads this. LOL. And the Eagles didn't even have Westbrook for the majority of the game.

Anyways, obviously the Cowboys are #1 in the NFL. Go ahead and try to prove it wrong. It would be very amusing to me. If I was Jerry Jones, I'd go ahead and start making room for number six if you know what I mean.

Giants are the world champions, they're the best team until someone beats them.

If nothing else, they beat the Cowboys down last time out.

so patsfags all jumped off that bandwagon and decided to be infuriatingly arrogant about their new favorite team
a team that hasn't won a playoff game since bill clinton?

is that what the situation is?

Giants almost lost to the Bengals @ home..... Go ahead and ponder that for a bit.

Oh and the Giants winning the Super Bowl last year meant they are the best team last year, it doesn't carry over.

I've been a Cowboys fan since before the 90s dynasty. Good try though, I know you're butthurt.

Here, take one and pass the box down to the rest of the haters that post in this thread.

>>353550
do you really think you're that much better than everyone? everybody hates the patriots. and dallas doesnt even have that big a bandwagon yet because they fail so hard in the playoffs. and if you really see that many pats/cowboys bandwagoners, then stop talking to twelve year olds
>> Anonymous
>>353561

Haha, you're obviously butthurt. Since both teams are currently 3-0, you have to look at the opponent + margin of win. Barely beating Bengals @ home is pathetic. The Giants also have a win against the Rams and Redskins. Cowboys have wins @ Cleavland, Eagles and @ Packers. Thanks for playing.

Cleveland is terrible
You "almost" lost to the Eagles
I'll give you Green Bay, but they lost like half of their defense to injuries during the game

>>353565
ah, the 90s.
as in, when they were winning Superbowls left and right, and you hopped on the bandwagon then.

nice try bandwagoner.

I have a friend here in Chicago who says he's a Cowboys fan and has been one since he was born in '87.

He's never been to Dallas, let alone Texas.

Wow, I just noticed I butchered the hell out of spelling Cleveland. Go me.

>>353582

I know Cleveland sucks now, but it was the first game of the season and they were supposedly good at the time? Plus, it was @ Cleveland and the Steelers only won 10-6 there. Yeah, the Eagles game was close, but that game featured a healthy McNabb and Westbrook. Plus, the Eagles are arguably the #2 team in the NFL. Packers, well, there's no excuses here. Injuries happen when you have a beast like Barber running at you, as well as the other monsters on the Cowboys team. And it was @ Lambeau, where the Cowboys have never won.

Supposedly good and actually good are two very, very different things. The Browns will end up 6-10 or something and no one will care that you beat them.

My professor has lived in Texas all his life, but he only roots for Chicaco teams, Cubs and Bears, specifically.

Says that it was because the only games to come in on the radio when he was young were Cubs and Bears.

That's cool, that's how lots of people became Cubs fans back when games were on WGN all the time. But it's different, because back in the '60s and '70s (save 1969) the Cubs kinda sucked. The Cowboys were good when my friend started liking them. My best friend in grade school was like this too, and I just can't respect front runners.

Tony Romo is going to fumble the ball in the playoffs during what would have been a game winning drive, and the Cowboys will once again go home without winning a playoff game. You can win all the regular season games you want. Dan did it for years.

Sup guys. Not much here, just being awesome. Hate on me all you want, we all know deep down you want me on your team. I mean, I am the best QB in the NFL, on the best team in the NFL.

Dallas won in spite of Romo, not because of him, at least tonight.

Now would I love to have Marion Barber on my team? Fuck and yes.

If you actually watched the game, you'd know he was right for once. Well, mostly. Philadelphia's defense would have stopped any team in the league today, but sending out just the offensive line time after time to handle those blitzes alone trying to by time for homerun passes was retarded.

tl;dr We've got a shot but we need more fundamentals out of Romo, less turnovers and less penalties in general.

Tonight at least the Dallas defense showed up until the fourth quarter. I like Tony Romo for what he is and I hate him for what he is as well. Once we get rid of this pesky turnover situation I'll feel better. Even if he was in the pocket while doing so, I was glad to see him throwing passes away more often. Now we'll just work on not getting grounding penalties.

Also, we need more snaps in 4/5 WR sets, you can't run the same system every week and not expect defenses to be prepared for them. TO was locked down all night long, Jason Witten was pretty quiet as well. Though, I guess we'd actually need enough receivers that aren't injured to manage that feat...
>> Anonymous
>>353978
once sam hurd gets back, they should be able to run those 4/5 WR sets, but I agree with you 100% about Romo, the defense looked like I was expecting tonight and once Adam shakes off all of his rust it may be a top tier defense.

Making a Cowgirls thread should be an automatic b& until they win a playoff game.
