>>461218 Haha, you really get that riled up when your team is WINNING? Lakers fans are pretty arrogant and talk a lot of trash, but some are just really stupid and think that 6 games into the season in the NBA is enough to get on your high horse.
That's a good Rockets team you guys are beating. They're missing a key player, and they're very low in chemistry, but the skill and talent alone makes you wonder how they get blown out like this. Aside from the bangwagoners that are cockriding the rockets talent, the real fans know we aren't going to win every game, and the division alone is going to be very tough to win. Lakers are top of the conference, but until about 25 games into the season we won't really know just how good the teams with new players and new rotations really are. Do the Spurs really look like the Spurs? Something is up with them, but believe that by January, they'll be the same fearsome team they usually are.
With all that said, Rockets aren't on the same page, the "stars" are struggling to find a rhythm with each other, and they're underachieving. Lakers aren't, and that's what will get them a nice quick lead in the race for the Home-field throughout the playoffs.
The Rockets aren't your biggest worry, the team I hate more than any other is, the Jazz. I hate them so goddamned much, but they're doing well without their best player. I've hated them since the Stockton/Malone/Hornacek days, fucking dirty motherfuckers. But, Boozer/Williams/(insert Okur, Kirilenko, Millsap here as you please) will give the Lakers competition come playoff time.
