Mmmmmmm OSU fans give me your delicious tears...

Joe, please, just retire after this year, we don't like coaches who can't be on the field. and take that fatass coach from Kansas with you, may he choke on a chicken wing.

the commentators were like "its amazing how he doesnt even have to come down and meet his players at half time" yeah, it is pretty amazing...i mean congrats to the guy, but calling him a coach at this point is beyond hilarious....he can have my tears though

I really like when ABC focused on him all alone in the booth, holding a plate of something and looking all sorts of confused. I see that PSU has to keep him caged now, so he doesn't have an Alzheimer's moment on the field.

Please, just go join Lloyd Carr at the gold course already. Win big this season and retire strong. Maybe Rich Rodriguez will be your bag boy after he gets fired for sucking big time at Michigan and being a complete asshole.

You mean like most of the coordinators for other teams?

Thats not due to ailments though, that due to scouting and getting an overhead view of the situation. If you can't stand there and get the boys fired up to play, then hang your hat up, you've had a pretty wicked ride already.

I fucking love Joe Pa. But, I have to agree with everyone saying that IF PSU wins the national title, Joe should step down, and let Tom Bradley take over. Bradley's pretty much been coaching this team this year anyway, and he's great with recruitment

I'm an OSU fan (and student), and I have a lot of respect for the man.

The only thing I like at JoePa is him in the new Big 10 commerical.

"COME TO PENN STATTTTTTTTTE"

Way to go Joe. I would have felt kind of bad beating him. Michigan lost today, too, so no biggie.

Er, wasn't he run over by a player at the last game and he hurt his leg? What do you want? The guy's fuckin' 81 years old. It's amazing that he can physically make it there in the first place.

Aha, here we go.
http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=3644214

"...he hurt his leg and hip while demonstrating an onside kick in practice the first week of the season. The injury got a little worse two weeks later; since then, he's spent part or all of three of the next four games coaching from the press box."

"demonstrating...in practice"
Hahaha - amazing. Awesome guy.
