Actually, if you knew anything, you'd know that many biomechanics have studied Lincecum's stride and declared it nearly perfect in terms of maximising efficiency and decreasing wear, and in fact they even used Prior as a control, pointing out how Prior's mechanics were bad and relied him coming down hard heavy on his front foot whereas Lincecum takes a fluid stride with little impact.
TL:DR, Lincecum is going to throw 130 pitch games his whole career with the same wear and tear that normal pitchers see in 100 pitch games.
