Great mechanics, or greatest mechanics? Just look at his innings pitched--pitchers now would faint and their vagoos would shrivel into their uteruses pitching these innings. He never even got hurt until he was already a lock for the HOF

That crown should have been given to Sandy Koufax. Just a few years in the majors and he got in the HOF. Imagine if he was able to pitch another 10-15 years. He would have held every pitching record.
