Any other Cowboyfags out there ready for the loss Brad Johnson will hand us on a golden plate?

:(

Have faith in the old man. Anything can happen.

Like Justin Tuck falling on Brad Johnson and breaking his leg, followed up by Brooks Bollinger choking on a pretzel, which forces Jerry Jones to go out and buy Daunte Culpepper at halftime.

Since, ya'know, thats the only way the Cowboys are going to win this thing.

Too late, the Lions are trying to gete Daunte already, so that Jerry Jones will trade them their 2011 - 1st round pick for him.

Cowboysfag here, why do you guys gotta ruin my season with all these facts. Just let me blindly go though the season with hope.

Look, I know you Cowboys fans are going through a rough spot, expecting the division to come easy at the beginning of the year, and now hitting a bit of adversity. And I'm grudgingly saying this because I HATE the Cowboys. But they are still one of the best teams in the NFC the 13 point spread against the Giants is IMO atrocious, and if anyone on Big Blue sleeps on this game the Cowboys will make them regret it. Your front 7 is one of the best around, you have an insanely talented receiving core, Marion Barber is an elite back, I mean, there's a well of talent in Dallas and with the second half of the season still to be played, I don't think anyone with half a brain is counting them out just yet. On Sunday I expect to see a close, hard fought game, the Cowboys are going to be pumped about playing a division game and a chance to make everyone forget about the first half of the season if they can win, the Giants on the other hand are going to be amped about playing the Cowboys because they handed us two losses in the regular season last year, and hell, it's the Cowboys! You don't need a reason beyond that to get hyped about a game. I know you guys are playing with a lot of backups, but this is the Cowboys we are talking about here, they wouldn't be on the roster if they couldn't step up and play at a really high level, so it's not the end of the world.

I was certain the Cowboys would drop every game Brad started. Maybe the defense can step up and win another.

I have 50 bucks on my boys this Sunday!
I mean, hell, the Giants did get clobbered by the Browns, after all.

So who knows what could happen.

Have some faith, Op. Anything can happen. They lost to the fucking Browns and we lost to the god forsaken Rams without half of our roster... have patience.

Im kinda glad we are having a rough time, lets you know who the real fans are, and the bandwagoners.
Also, fuck ESPN, QUIT PRAISING THE COWBOYS.
QUIT TALKING ABOUT US AND ONLY US, THEIR ARE 31 OTHER TEAMS OUT THERE FFS!!!

Im sick of our team being on the spot-light 24-7
Look what happened to the 07' patriots...

Some time away, hopefully Tony will pull his head out of his ass in time to salvage this season. It's possible, they have to bust their ass to get there though.

Look, I'm a Cowboys fan through and through. I have season tickets basically. I've never once rooted for any NFL team other than the Cowboys. Well, actually, I do pull for teams that play teams that if they win or lose impacts a Cowboys season. So yeah, I bleed silver and blue.

But let's get one thing straight about this game against the New York Football Giants. This is going to be an absolute pounding with Brad Johnson at the helm. The guy can not play football, at all. This bullshit about him playing mistake free football against Tampa Bay is exactly that, bullshit. He missed wide open receivers consistently. And don't tell me that the run game was what the Cowboys were going for. They had Johnson back in the shotgun 30+ times. I'm not saying Brooks Bollinger is the solution. I'm just saying, we've seen the awfulness that is Brad Johnson two times so far, LUCKIKLY, escaping with a win against Tampa Bay.

Granted, our defense stepped up this last week. But the Giants are not Tampa Bay, and three 'n outs are going to get us murdered. Not to mention, the Giants defense is the best in the NFL. How are we going to establish a run game or rely on a run game when the Giants put 8 in the box and 11 on the line of scrimmage? Because seriously, Brad Johnson can't throw any longer than 3 yard pass plays effectively.

The only saving grace from all of this is that we managed to sneak out one win of these 3 games. So we sit at 5-4 at the bye (assuming we lose to the Giants), and hopefully that leaves us in a manageable position to get a wildcard spot once Romo returns. I just hope we spend one of those second or third round picks on a quarterback next year in the draft. Or perhaps even trade up for one. And then spend the rest of the picks on defense.

Im thankful for what hes done, but...hes old, he needs to retire :(

He got his superbowl ring, time to call it quits. The Giants defense is just too powerful for this old timer.
Also agreed, Dallas has never had the shutdown-gameover defense in big games, or atleast not since the doomsday defense days.
>> Zangief !!tg9xMlh9szM
I feel sorry for Brad Johnson, the guy makes the right read almost every single time, he just can't throw it anymore :0(

Maybe our Defense will go nuts again :0)
