And whats co-ownership all about? How can 2 clubs share one player?

And loans? Wtf? A team can just borrow all the best players and win the league.

There is no co-ownership per se. This affects only the transfer rights, so if one player gets transferred the rights determine which party will get what amount of the fee.

Loaning is not really popular, mostly bigger clubs loan younger players to minor clubs for playtime, to develop them a bit, otherwise they would end up on the bench without a reasonable chance for increasing their level of play.
More popular are loans with a built in buy-clause, which means more security for the loaning club (minor clubs have a limited amount of ressources, so they have to choose wisely to buy a new player who will stay for a longer time or to loan someone), plus that the owning club is not overly convinced about the class of the player.

And what's with the TINY TINY shorts! Come on! Bring them at least within the inch of the knees! You're making heterosexuals look bad, dammit.

I wish more sports would utilize short shorts. Basketball is a fucking joke now because everyone looks like a goofy ape in their giant, oversized jerseys and short/pants
