In high school I knew a guy who was 6'3". He also majored in computer science. Not surprisingly, he could not dunk.
Imagine a bunch of 17-year-old white kids standing around trying to explain to this guy what to do when he got to the rim. He could get his wrists high enough, he just didn't know what made it a 'dunk.' Finally we gave up on him.
But with maybe 10-15 years of practice, he might have gotten it. Which every NBA player has, cuz they've all been playing since they were 6. WNBA players have been playing since they were 16, so they have a few more years to go.
But as OP shows, they're moving fast.
