David Motherfucking Gerrard

Way way better than Vince Young if you want my opinion. BUT I doubt he's going to have time to get comfy in the pocket. Should be a great game.

thats will probably be one of the best games, in terms of quality of the teams, but the game i think i want to see most is the jets-dolphins game. i was impressed by the dolphins this
preseason (mostly because i expected fail) and BRETT FORVE

I'm picking the Browns to upset the Cowboys.

I know it's a long shot, but hey, it wouldn't be an upset otherwise.

I smell butthurt bawwston faggotry. You are saying Rams v Eagles is going to be better? How about Cards v 9ers? Yeah I can't WAIT for that one.

Come on, division games are always good. Especially in the NFC East and AFC West.

Why would anyone want to watch the Jaguars blow out the Titans? I'm taking the Browns/Cowboys game.

this is the one.

the loser of Baltimore/Cincinnatti will lose all 16 games this season both teams are that bad.

Cowboys/Browns.

I reckon the Browns'll pull a good season out.

brownsfag alert. youre talking about the 13-3 playoff chokers

Jacksonville will win

also look for the bullshit about their tackle trying to get his life straight and wasn't doing anything wrong going to pick up whores from the projects in an escalade when he just happened to get shot.

Well, that offense of the Browns will make it interesting at least, c'mon!

It's possible, the Browns' front eight (Shaun Rogers is so big I'm counting him twice) aren't that bad. If they don't get any pressure (aka if Leonard Davis and Andre Gurode fight Shaun Rogers into the most badass Sumo Match ever), then Romo's gonna shred their secondary to pieces.

Dallas has great run stoppers in Bradie James and Zach Thomas and if their secondary FINALLY plays up to its potential (a team with a top 5 corner, another good, physical corner, a former top 10 (statistically) corner, and a first round draft pick in their DIME situations), then Dallas will have their way with Cleveland.

Otherwise it'll be typical DalLOSS not playing up to its potential and Failboy fans like me can continue weeping and demanding Wade Phillips' head.

and ask for jason garett's head next!

Bretts @ Dolphins. Can't wait to see what the fins can do with a healthy roster, and I want to see Jett Favre fail pretty damn hardcore on his last season. I'm trying not to expect a win too much since the Jets fixed their roster quite a bit, but I sure as hell expect a close game.

Fandom aside though, I'll also be looking forward to the early MNF game of Vikes @ Packers.

>old school football

Old school in what sense? 95 and 97/99 (assuming you count the location change) are no where near old school in a historical sense.

i believe OP meant oldschool as in smashmouth offense and solid defense (although TN has to prove the def part).
