Sooo i decided that it was time for me to get in shape and lose my excess poundage. I'm on my 2nd day of jogging for roughly around 15 minutes each day. I'm looking to add more activity in my day as I get used to physical activity (i've been playing wow for the past 3 years...i've been very...inactive) Can anyone recommend me a good exercise routine across a 5-7 day schedule? I don't have a clue how to exercise properly so any tips would be greatly appreciated. Please don't harpoon me :o(

Also, does the burning sensation in your lungs lessen the more you get used to jogging? God, I hope so.
