Auburn at Vandy Anonymous
Anyone want to make a prediction of the results? I honestly think that this could go either way. Vandy has shown some great talent, but they've won by playing at 100% intensity and have enthusiasm that comes from being the doormat of the SEC for so long. They usually upset a good SEC team each season (I wouldn't call their win of South Carolina an upset). They've also capitalized on their opponents' mistakes and turnovers.

Auburn definitely has more talent and skill, but I really haven't seen them play at their full capacity. Their game against LSU was good but they honestly should have beaten the hell out of a shitty Tennessee team at home. They can get the job done if they man up and prevent any costly turnovers.

Protip: Vanderbilt leads the all-time football series with Auburn and has since the 1940's.

True, but Ole Miss turned the ball over like five times (maybe six) in that game alone, which helped VU reach that #1 ranking in takeaways.

Same poster here, just forgot to add my thoughts on AU.

I thought their game with State was an anomaly (3-2 games should be) and dismissed it and went with everyone else and thought they would beat LSU two weeks ago. A good game, but LSU dominated the second half. And at home v. Tenn last week, AU could not do a thing on the Vol defense. 7 of the 14 points came on a Cromptonlol fumble in the end zone. Granted, they did well enough to shut down Tenn's pathetic offense, but they were just as bad with the ball. And they still have a QB situation to sort out.

Not so fast, my friend. Closer than the experts think. 'Dores beat the spread.
