OH GOD HOW DID I GET IN HERE I DON'T EVEN
So apparently the only way to beat the Patriots nowadays is play your running back as QB?
>>354564He's actually taking snaps in practice, I guess. lol.On a different note, the man's knee is made of glass, so I'm waiting for massive knee injuries.
>>354566Made of glass? Wat?This has been one of the quickest and most successful knee rehabs I have ever seen, and it's not like he's done it before in his career. Do you just sort of type shit and hope it sticks?
>>354578I'm bitter because he was on my fantasy football team last year. :3
>>354564I'm tired of hearing it, the formation they lined up is hardly a 'trick play.' Its a direct snap, giving the Running back time to make his own decisions rather then having to focus on a hand off.I'm surprised that people are going crazy over this. It really should be in all play books and called regularly in run-oriented offenses. If you have a smart Running back, you will get results.I don't even see why its a trick play... its obvious what they are doing the second the Quarterback splits out to wide receiver. I played safety in High School and it was easy as shit to catch and only exceptional running backs could pull it off.
>>354595Well, sometimes they can pull it off better, with the QB over to a side looking like he's giving commands, and they direct snap to a RB.But like you said, any defense that falls for this is pretty fucking stupid.
>>354583Ah. Yeah, after Brown got off to that monster start last season I traded Portis and Gore away for Brown...and he got injured the week after. >:(
>>354668I sat Brown this week... because he shares work with Ricky I was only going to use him for byes... So there my starters were combining for only half the point total of this guy on my bench...
