ITT pity party, post here if your team lost this week.

The Browns and Derek Anderson and Romeo Crennel have a lot to be happy about. Essentially playing for their jobs at 1-3 with a team that had high playoff hopes they made blue look like creampuffs, they made Eli quite uncomfortable all game long, picking him off at will. When there was a glimmer of hope in the 4th that they could come back they snuffed it out with another pick, set up by Eli's discomfit all game long. He was throwing off his back foot, not stepping into his motion, and it brought memories of last season flooding back. Memories of the "bad" Eli.

Anyways, if the Brownies can string together a few after this one they might still have a shot at the playoffs. If not, this game will be a meaningless win.

Only one NFC East team escaped without a loss this weekend and no divisional games were played. Fitting end for a week in football that saw just about everything. 5-0 sure would have been nice. Next week we'll see how the Giants have taken this loss. Do they bounce back under adversity, or does this turn into a stretch of bad play?

I sure hope they don't bounce back. Manning shouldn't have even gotten to 4-0. He's just not that good.

Nah, I'bve hated the Giants much longer than since last year. Ohh yeah, and I think the Mannings, especially Eli, are frauds.

u guys are aware that football is a team sport and that the giants TEAM is good enough to have 4-0 with fucking rex grossman as their qb

False. Rax would have thrown twice as many picks in any given game, this one included.

It sucks that they have lost, but they had bad losses like this last year too. Remember that Vikings game.

I think they will be ok, but if they loose against san fran next week its big trouble, as that is followed by steelers, dallas and philly.

I convincing win, and no eli picks, we should be ok.

49ers lost a heart breaker, and this morning I saw that there's talk of their relocation, although it was just speculation by reporters.

My fantasy team did win its first game, though. I knew picking five Browns players was a high risk, high reward move and it's finally paying off.

Fixed that for you before it was too late. If he were to see it, then who would be the guy with the football sized hole in his chest?

Yes, this loss sucks hard and 5-0 would have been great given what happened during the weekend, but there's no reason to panic. They were going to lose a game eventually, granted this was to the Browns. Anyone who thought they would really go 16-0 is a moron or just delusional. Eli had a bad night, most players do have off nights. I'm sure if he's not injured too bad, he'll be fine next week. Also, this game wasn't entirely his fault, the defense played horrid, our pass rush didn't get to Anderson once, our secondary looked lost, and the defense overall sucked. Even the O-line which usually is good at protecting Eli sucked. Save maybe Derrick Ward and Brandon Jacobs, the team played like crap.

I think part of what happened was the Giants let all the media buzz get to their heads. The Eli > Peyton stuff was stupid, and I'm one of the biggest Eli Manning fans out there, but at this stage of their careers, Peyton is still better. All week we heard nothing about how great this team was and all that, and it probably just really sunk in, so they didn't take the game too seriously. It almost seems like they play better when the media doesn't give a crap about them, so maybe now that they're getting alot of criticism from everyone they'll play well again, who knows. Here's hoping they do just shake this off and bounce back.

We didn't deserve a WS this year, but we didn't deserve to have such heartbreaking losses, either. :(

Raidersfag here,

Last week: I didn't expect a win from the Failders, but not that badly.

Next week: BRETT FARVE is coming to town soooooo I don't have any hopes of the Raider winning. I plan to watch BRETT FARVE showing Jamarcus Russell on How to Unleash the Dragon Vol. 1,2,3 on live.

End of this season: I'm still alive?

This was honestly the worst week in football. Not only did my Fins lose in the last 10 seconds, but a majority of my picks went sour in the last 10 seconds. It was like the 5 minutes from hell watching all those games at the sports bar.

Wisconsin Badgers. Going from 3-0, #9 in the nation, easily the best team in the Big Ten to 3-3, unranked, scrounging for a bowl invite, after getting slaughtered by Penn State.

*sigh* when does basketball season start? I need my Bo Ryan fix...

Give some credit to the Browns, they are finally healthy (not even really, they are without there best player, Winslow) and now we see how good they can play.

LOL, no

Who is then, Joe Thomas? Shaun Rogers? I'd say Winslow probably is their best player.

I give alot of credit to the Browns, in all the areas the Giants played shitty in, the Browns took advantage. Their O line played great, Anderson wasn't touched. Edwards played great too, he completely burned Aaron Ross at times. and Rodgers played awesome too. The Browns honestly aren't as bad as they've been playing. I knew this was going to be a trap game for the Giants, but was hoping they wouldn't fall into it.
