ITT: Bold Predictions

Rays will finish above .500 for the first time ever this season.

Seattle will be pretty good, but nothing will happen.

There's no other prediction to make.

Who the fuck are the Rays? I've heard of the Devil Rays from Tampa Bay, but not the Rays.

Continuing on that...

Blue Jays win Wild Card

Absolute lies. The Blue Jays will finish 3rd in the division, as usual.

The Orioles will have a ridiculously good pitching staff, and miss winning the wild car by 1 game.
>> Anonymous
The Red Sox will win the AL East by three games and will do one of two things:

Lose in the ALCS in six games if the pitching staff isn't up to snuff
Win the World Series in five games if Beckett, Matsuzaka, Schilling and Wakefield are well

A man can dream, can't he?

Bring back the 'Devil', Tampa Bay. Being called merely 'Rays' now sounds gay as fuck.

WE'RE RAYS OF LIGHT NOW! What sort of fag shit is that?

Bobcats will make it to the semifinals next year.

Mets win the NL East by 110 games and bury the Phils and Braves. Go to the World Series and win it, where Santana and Pedro pitch shut outs, then Maine and Perez are clutch.

Beltran, Reyes, and Wright have a huge post season. While Delgado has the postseason he had in 06'.

Duaner gets some key outs, etc.

Beltran, Reyes, and Wright have a huge post season. While Delgado has the postseason he had in 2006.

Duaner Sanchez is awesome again, and takes over the closing duty during the post season, because Mr. Choke artist Wagner can't keep anybody off the bases in the postseason.

Signed. I refuse to call them "rays" because they wanted to please some conservative fagets.

Rays deserve to go 18-1(64) for this.

Also, Tigers win over a wild card team or the mets.

Probably both.

Oh god lol'ed, Phillies are doomed. Jimmy Rollins is going to get what's comming to him. The Phillies are the same team as last year and added nothing to bolster them. They lost Aaron Rowand, they have a 4th outfielder starting in CF and added a declining RF and an meh closer (LOL PUJOLS).

The Mets got rid of Glavine and got younger and better by getting Johan Santana... the best pitcher in the game. Also, Pedro's been throwing consistantly in the high 80's on his fastball, and topped out at 91 mph. You know what that means, right? Pedro Jaime Martinez, the greatest pitcher ever, will be throwing in the mid 90's again... come mid may and june.

Jake Peavy will throw a pitch OVER 9000!
