How the hell does David Carr keep finding work?
He can throw a football.
>>33729Nail on the head.
>>33729lol wut no he can't
>>33731He can, actually. If the Texans had a line that could hold a pass rush for more than two seconds, you'd see that Carr can indeed throw a football. Not very well, mind you, but he can do it.
>>33753No, I've seen him play. He has terrible footwork and a stupid throwing motion. His passes look like dying ducks. Essentially he still plays like a rookie after 7 years in the league.
>>33758Of course he has terrible football work, when he had to constantly throw off his backfoot or on the run cause his line sucks.
>>33759Sage Rosenfels and Matt Schaub can play just fine with the same line.
Texansfag hereDavid Carr was damaged goods after his very first year in the league. he took EVERY SINGLE SNAP his rookie year and got sacked 76 times. i cannot emphasize enough how rough he had it early on in his career.
you gotta give the motherfuxer some props though. he went down so many times and still got back up. i respect the dood just for that fact.
I too have seen Carr in action.I also think he does not make very good decisions for a quarterback. I would argue that decision-making is one of the most important attributes for a qb.
Matt Moore (an Undrafted rookie) and Vinny Testaverde both did better then Carr last season.
>>34056Tony Romo did better than 26 other starters.
RAX GRISSMAN did better than........wait...wut?
>>34088wat
As long as he gives Eli Manning some competition this year, and Eli steps up his game because of it, i'll be happy.Basically, he's Eli Manning's motivator.
so is rax grissman a meme or something now?wtf /sp/why wasnt i informed/cle/
