Oh shit. I got traded to Detroit, and all I got was this 8 year/153.3 million dollar deal.

Detroit is probably the strongest team in the AL right now. Especially since the Red Sox have Schilling/Beckett injured and the Yankees are still too old hitting-wise and too young pitching-wise.

I agree.

This deal is a steal for Detroit, and really swings that trade their favor. Now Willis and Cabrera have extensions in the D.

Maybe he can use some of that money on liposuction

YOU GUYS ARE FORGETTING THE INDIANS

You know, the team that doesn't need superstars to kick your asses?

The Tigers remind me of the yankees earlier this decade - so much potential for a HUGE offense, and still suspect pitching (say what you will, but beyond verlander, i dont trust anyone, especially that nigger train)

enjoy your alds exit.

Im not buying the Tigers, at least these two guys. Dontrelle Willis sucked in the NL and NL hitters usually have a hard transition to the AL.

Here Here Ken, we tend to agree alot. I know it's Spring Training but Willis has been TERRIBLE and he is having arm problems.

No arm problems for Willis, just command issues. But w/e, what can you expect from a nigger.

>With his velocity clearly down early, Willis received a visit from manager Jim Leyland and the trainer in the first. He insisted he was fine to stay in and he did show a better fastball after that, but he was still pretty erratic. It'd come as no surprise to learn he was dealing with a little arm soreness.
