Run speed Anonymous
Hai guys, jus wondering if you could help me a lil bit. I'm a pretty good sprinter, and i'm doing the 100 and 200 meters at school.

I'd like to get out to train more but my area frowns on runners, i've gotten beaten twice. But i do have an exercise bike with varibale resistances. Just wondered if anyone had any tips on increasing my sprint speed by training on the bike. like how long and different techs. Any help appreciated

People who like sports and watch them, don't partcipate in them themselves right?

If you want to get faster, you need to do sprints. Since you have a bike you need to recreate sprints. So just get on the bike on low resistance then when your ready to "sprint" jack up the resistance to whatever level you feel for however long you want. Repeat.
