Bodybuilding? Anonymous
Would you guys call bodybuilding a sport?
>> Anonymous
I'd call it big guys with hardly any underwear posing for eachother and then eventually fucking eachother backstage because they get turned on by them muscles. Come think of it, thats a sport though.
>> Anonymous
No, because there are no winners, only losers.

What do you guys define as a sport then? These guys train hard, go through gruelling preparation, and when you think about it, they can't really cheat on any single exercise, or they'll build poorly proportioned physiques, not just big dudes, but properly proportioned, mr. o type physiques aren't just eat and lift.

I'd say that it takes skill to sculpt out the exact body you imagine, on your own bones. Definitely takes guts and endurance, some of the high volume guys train 15+ hours a week.

meh, if WWE is considered a sport, bodybuilding might aswell. Theyre basicly the same shit. Blown up guys on steroids, acting and posing to try and impress people with they're fucked up bodies.

But BBers aren't trying to be scary, they're trying to achieve the perfect proportions, it's not super hard to get large, it's pretty tough to get really big, and SUPER hard to get cut and big, but that's still not mr. o, those guys have to have physiques that flows, muscles that are all the right size to suit the others.

Body dismorphism makes me cool.

I would call it sport. Those guys cant take any break from it, or all their work is ruined.

natural bodybuilding yes. but the roid league not.

lol natural bodybuilding.

>>25929
You say it like the roid guys don't work just as hard (they actually train more, thanks to quicker recovery times). The normal vs. the natural (well, tested) the only difference is the size. How can you say because someone uses the same things\oppurtunities as his opponent, that he's cheating? The ifbb guys aren't about being "fit and healthy" they're about being "huge, ripped and symmetrical"

lol every1 knows bodybuildings 4 fags n trannies
>> Anonymous
Dude... Those fags and trannies work harder than just about anyone else in any sport. Some people have to have a strong pushing motion, others have to have strong legs, these guys need to build strength (not huge strength, but size and strength aren't exclusive in any sense) to get to the size they are, let alone endurance.

Sports are generally supposed to be entertaining.

Personally I don't see the fun in a bunch of juicers flexing on stage.

So let me get this straight, body builders work hard? Holy shit! GREAT SPORT OR GREATEST SPORT??! stfu
>> Anonymous
How many other sports require nonstop dedication?
Once you're off the field and not in training, you're done.

No obsessive monitoring of weight, changing of plans depending on lots of circumstances, strict regimented dietting, gaining and losing 20-30lbs without ever losing muscle on cuts and gaining it on bulks without getting so fat you can't cut down?

Yep, running around tracks sounds like it's WAY harder.

Oh, I see. So they work WAY hard. Got it.

>>27504

Super models have to do the same thing, but that doesn't make them "athletes". Body builders are glorified beauty pageant contestants.

Bunch of faggots.

North Korea agrees.

The competitions sucks, and there's hardly any action. They don't even show that muscle shit on ESPN2 any more. /notasport
