That was miscommunication on Massa's part, he wasn't supposed to be in then, that's why he had to go round and come in again.

Perhaps in normal circumstances, but not under a safety car unless the car you're overtaking is stationary, Kubica definitely wasn't stationary. Ferrari shouldn't even have released Kimi into Kubica's path, we've seen penalties given out for that. And as Kubica had the inside line in the pits, he had position. Kimi should have realised he'd missed his opportunity to overtake during the pitstop and they were now under safety car rules.
