TRIVIA TIME! Name all the cities that have franchises in the NFL, NBA, NHL, and MLB. The team's name can be a state or region, but the team has to play in the city of your answer. (e.g. Golden State plays in Oakland, CA.)

Every one from all those leagues? Fuck that, I know at least 90% but I'm not going to list them all.
>> Kilgamayan !2BklmILFiE
Denver's the first one I thought of, assuming that's where the Avalanche play.

Don't they have an MLS team too?
>> Kilgamayan !2BklmILFiE
Oh, Philadelphia too.

Oh man I'm an idiot. Disregard my fail, I misread the OP.

denver, philadelphia, atlanta, and chicago are the only ones with all four teams in city limits.

oakland and kansas city (i think) both did at one point, too.

Philly, Denver and Chicago are the only ones I can think of

Rangers play in Arlington
Giants/Jets play in East Rutherford
Marlins play in Miami Gardens, a suburb
Pistons play in Auburn Hills

I had Boston, but the Pats play in Foxborough

if you count minneapolis and st. paul as one, then they do, too, but i think two of the teams play in st. paul, with the other two in minneapolis.

Name the only city with 2 NFL teams, 2 MLB teams, 2 NBA teams and 3 NHL teams in its metro area

you're obviously thinking of new york, but i'd say that newark and uniondale are too far away to count.
>> Anonymous
Phoenix if you count all those suburbs like as part of the city proper.
>> Anonymous
wat

they're suburbs 20 minutes out of the city

>>142237
that's the point: we're not.

the answer is philly, denver, chicago, and atlanta.

chicago also has the unique distinction of having FIVE teams in city limits.

toronto bills, baby!

actually, they'd probably change the name. toronto and buffalo will keep the same team names but just switch teams, ending up with the toronto argonauts in the nfl and the buffalo bills in the cfl.

Los Angeles, if you count the 2003-2005 USC football team.
>> Anonymous
>>142243
Well, they play like a CFL team already.
>> Anonymous
>>142245

To be honest I actually find CFL more entertaining than NFL.

Their players get paid like an NFL team, I don't see why they wouldn't count.

Baseball: Florida Marlins (they play in Broward County)
Football: Miami Dolphins (they play in Broward County)
Hockey: Florida Panthers (they play in Broward County)
Basketball: Miami Heat (they play in downtown Miami)

Dolphin Stadium actually sits on the Dade-Broward county line, but is usually considered to be Dade County.

The BankAtlantic Center is deep into Broward County. It neighbors a shitty mall and a swamp.

Yup.. we got it all (Colorado Rapids)

Just waiting for a WNBA team. Not that we care or it matters.
