Big 12 the strongest conference? HAH!

I picked Kansas in this game on the thread earlier this week with the Obama pic in it. Unlike other Anons here who never fess up, I will own up to my fail and accept my cocks to suck. It was worth it to see such a great game with so many swings of Big Mo.

Um, there are plenty of shitty parts, but the beaches are great and the big cities have great venues.

You want to know what is sad? My uncle has lived in Michigan and Florida, and preferred Michigan.
Now if that isn't sad, I don't know what is.......

USF wouldn't have beaten Oklahoma or Missouri

USF wouldn't of beaten UCF if there were real refs.
>> Anonymous
Wow a #19 team beat a #13 team. IS SOMEONE RECORDING THIS?!?!?!

Lets get real, like either of these two teams matter. Did you honestly think Kansas would finish undefeated? As well as South Florida? lol, peasants.

I wouldn't want to live in Detroit. Ann Arbor on the other hand is a really nice town.

But yeah Florida sucks.

Very good point. I RAGE'd that entire game.

It was an amazing match between two top-20 teams. I don't think anyone predicted either team to go undefeated...
>> Anonymous
>>332229
The idea is to see a fun, competitive, entertaining game while still fully realizing that neither will attain what is still a mythical national championship. lol, elitist snob.

>>332237

An amazing match? Soccer is -> way, go have yourself a friendly.

My point wasn't that it wasn't a good game, because I agree that it was. I just don't see what the big deal is. Both of these teams are nobodies in football, and will continue to be so.

>>332252

Ok, prove it. Please show how what I said makes me a retard. After you can't, continue to enjoy your virginity.
>> Anonymous
>>332246

I guess you're kind of right in the elitist snob comment. Since my team isn't a bottom feeder like either of the teams that just played. Sorry for reminding everyone that this "fun, competitive (lol), entertaining" game was that of no title implications whatsoever. My bads yo.
>> Anonymous
I'm extremely fucking glad the line was KU +3.5 right about now.
>> Sneak !!+y8MDiWrdyT

herp de durr

You have to start at the bottom before you can become a multiple champion like UF or LSU. USF's only been in the BCS division for 12 years, and the fact that they've already won a bowl game and even been at #2 at one point is amazing for such a young program.

But of course you're one of those people who don't give a shit about teams not in the top 5 week in and week out.
>> Anonymous
>>332270
spoilers: your team will finish 7-5 and unranked
>> Anonymous
>>332254
Screencap that so you can prove it in a few years. It wasn't all that long ago in the grand scheme of college football that Florida State was a "nobody" only famous because Burt Reynolds went there, Miami (FL) was about to drop its program, and Southern California was going the way of Minnesota. USF is a program on the rise and, as for Kansas...well, why not them to fill the void in the Big 12 North once Mizzou loses its golden boy QB (or, vice versa for Kansas).

You assume a lot, my friend, in a world now where Notre Dame goes 3-9.

Not quite true, and I'll explain why even though you're being an ass. Both USF and KU are in BCS conferences. Their performance against each other tonight could be that key decimal point that affects who gets into the National Championship Game, for they will both inevitably play somebody who is in the mix (more likely KU, of course). Smart college football fans know that the sport is not just who wins among the usual suspects, but a complicated tapestry woven over many weeks using many sometimes surprising colors and patterns. Meanwhile, fans like you will find "meaning" tomorrow while USC assrapes OSU 9001-6 and Michigan buttfucks Notre Dame eleventy billion to minus five.

>>332285
Probably true. President Palin or President Biden will see to that if moot doesn't blow it up first.
>> Anonymous
>>332276

You must be one of those kids who enjoyed his participation trophy. I mean what do you want me to do? Pretend that South Florida is amazing with their win over the powerhouse that is the University of Kansas? It was a good game, and I enjoyed watching it. I am just confused why there is shit talking about Kansas or South Florida? Both of these teams are nobodies.

Also, yes, I do care about the rankings, specifically the top 5. Any true college football fan should. That doesn't mean that I don't care about anyone outside of it. It's just that I place less importance on them. Thus, the "match" tonight.

My team finishes ranked every year. And only once out of the top 10 in the last 8 years. So it would have to be a monumental collapse for them to go 7-5.
>> Anonymous
>>332281

I understand that everyone has to start somewhere. When South Florida wins the national championship, I'll look at them differently. Until then, I am fresh out of participation ribbons.

>>332308

>> Anonymous
>>332303
Point taken, good sir, although I must point out that I was not among the "shit talkers" -- merely pointing out the enjoyability of the game in and of itself -- and was thankfully born before the concept of "participation ribbons" befouled our once great and manly land. I think we understand each other now even though we disagree and can leave this argument to the remaining vultures tonight.
>> Blankman !!xzh0VYRqLhX
Okay. This win will probably put USF in the top ten. now go look at their schedule. The only tough opponent they have is an away game at West Virginia. And we all saw how ECU handled them. So my point is that the Bulls could very well play for the National Championship.
>> Anonymous
>>332312

That doesn't even make any sense.

And this should be a testament to me being a "bandwagon fag". I am a Texas Rangers fan. So I'll just let you sit and ponder that for a bit.

ku should never have gone to the orange bowl anyway. fedex screwed mizzou. ku sucks, always has (yes, really) always will
>> Anonymous
>>332336

So true. Sucks for Mizzou they had to play Oklahoma twice.
>> Anonymous
>>332320

Except USC and Oklahoma will both likely be undefeated?
>> Anonymous
Outside of insane throws by Reesing, KU is garbage. Oline is terrible, defense is average. Without Reesing, this team is 6-6
>> Anonymous
>>332303

Stop living in the past. Sure, they don't have the name recognition of say, Notre Dame, Miami, Nebraska, or Michigan...who all SUCK now by the way. What matters is who's good now.
>> Blankman !!xzh0VYRqLhX
>>332362
OU still has to play 3 teams that are currently ranked. And if USC wins tonight they also have 3 ranked teams left to face.
