Wooo! Now we can watch them lose in 4 to the Red Sox or Rays.

You're right, maybe 5. Seriously though, if you look at the Phillies and then the Red Sox or Rays, it's clear that the Phillies are inferior by a wide margin.

There best player by far is Cole Hamels, who is great, but he won't carry the team.

Thanks! Well I hope this team breaks the streak. It'd be nice to see Philly win over bandwagon Tampa.

"bandwagon Tampa" the very idear. Let us hope for Philly to lose like Cubs and let expansion franchise beat them 4 extra butthurt. Just 4 the lulz.
>> Anonymous
Philly's going to either face the growing bandwagon, Tampa, or the elder bandwagon, Boston. More likely, Tampa wins, the Sox's bandwagon collapses along with the Pats, and Tampa Bay becomes the new bandwagon captial of America when they roll over Philly.

To be honest, either team winning would be fine by me. I am liking this world series.

Phil's fans have to be the biggest bunch of butthurt bastards. I hope Tampa stomps them so I can taste their delicious tears.

the streets of philly were ridiculous. seriously at least 10,000 people on the street.

This. Two good teams, not yet overly bandwagoned (though Tampa's going to hell if they win), it should make for a fun watch.

>>408858
Highly doubt it. Tampa bandwagon is the underdog bandwagon. To be new bandwagon, Tampa has to stay relevant or the end up like Colorado bandwagon last year. Boston bandwagon is because they have been consistent and people don't want to root for losers. Boston bandwagon will likely not be joining bandwagon of the new division rivals unless they are division/league loyalist fags.
I'm a Baltimore fan with little hope so i'm pulling for Tampa because they're doing what we wish we could do.

Tampa Bay isn't the underdog, and this is coming from a Phillies fan. I don't think anyone can say Tampa hasn't been the best team in the playoffs so far.

Dodgers fan here, gg guys, maybe next year :'(

Nah you're right, Cubs have been.

Philly blew away two teams that they should have blown away. Rays ate Chicago and they're about to eat the Sox. IMO Red Sox & Chicago are probably better than Brewers and Dodgers. On top of that, if the Rays win tonight (which is likely) they will have finished with the same post-season record as the Phils. If anything its tied, but not really.

They've been a great team.
