What is the best way to improve my rather mediocore basic condition?I'm about to start my millitary service in 6 months, and would love to be fit enough to fucking survive through it well enough to grab some kind of rank.Suggestions? Pic to attract your interest.

the best way would be to find a really good gym near where you live and talk to one of their fitness experts and tell them what you are looking to do. They should be able to help you get on the best workout plan for what you want.
