Never eat fast or any junk food. Only eat proper food.

Exercise every now and then.

Remember that soft drink =/= water. In fact, don’t ever drink soft drink ‘cause it’s filled with rubbish and makes you fat.

I heard that to lose weight is to increase your metabolism

so solely eating less wouldn't work well because your body lowers its metabolism to compensate so you feel less energetic

instead, increase your food intake (obviously stay away from high-energy junk foods), and couple that with 1 hour cardio exercise everyday.
