Appeal has been rejected as inadmissable.

Comes as no surprise, they couldn't defend the penalty itself, so they nix the appeal.

And after lying about the precedent case too, if they wanted to make themselves look impartial, they blew it big time today.

fuck off.
lewis passed illegally, so never should have been in front of kimi. kimi because he had to try and take his lead back. hamilton didn't let kimi get back in front like he implied in the post race interview.
TL;DR hamilton is an arrogant cunt who thinks rules don't apply to him.

Bullshit, if Hamilton had done anything wrong, the FIA would have been content to let the appeal go ahead, safe in the knowledge McLaren would lose. Instead they lied about the Toro Rosso appeal and after being caught doing that made up some bullshit rule to stop the Toro Rosso case being used as a precedent.

TL;DR Hamilton won fair and square, Ferrari are shit and have to get Mosley to win it for them in the courts.

almost all f1 drivers said that hamm was in advantage after that pass. who knows better you or them?

They also mostly agree the penalty was bullshit

its easier being in front than chasing and being in the 'dirty air'. kimi's aero would have been fucked up by lewis and he had ot go much faster than the conditions allowed to take first place again. that smug nigger acted like he allowed kimi to pass him where in actuality he raced kimi right until he crashed.

Kimi was 2 seconds slower than Lewis on that lap alone. The Ferrari was shit in those conditions, had nothing to do with 'dirty air'.

Typical Tifositards trying to avoid the real issue. The big deal here is the FIA's handling of the case, they lied, cheated and made up rules to stop McLaren's appeal.

Try and justify that for a change!

I was waiting all last night and this morning for the verdict, only for them to say: "Hur you can't appeal drive-through penalty!" Why bother wasting time hearing the evidence and then spending all night not coming to a decision?

It's like how the stewards spent 2 hours to give Lewis the penalty - if it happened early in the race, would they have spent 2 hours making up their minds?

Fucking FIA

Hamilton ran Glock off the road and forced Webber off the road coming into the chicane.

yet if it was somebody like Webber running Hamilton off the road, the britich press would be all over it bitching about having Webber lynched or something.

>Why bother wasting time hearing the evidence

Because it would have looked a lot less biased if they could find a legitimate reason to uphold the penalty.

>Hamilton ran Glock off the road.

Hamilton defended his position, as Kimi did in Spa, it was a fair racing move.

>forced Webber off the road

Webber turned into Hamilton while he still had space on his left. Webber was at fault.

I suggest you take off your anti-British goggles and watch those moves again, ignorant foreign fucktard ;)

Why not pull Hamilton's dick out of your ass and look at it.
Glock, whatever
But Webber was on his line going into the corner, Hamilton should of seen him on the preferred line and not swerved to the left, oblivious to Webber.

Watch clearly at the 40 second mark as Webber turns his wheel to the right, causing the collision with Hamilton. Also observe how Hamilton was not swerving to the left, but getting in position to take the corner.

Now kindly stop making a fool of yourself.

>Webber turns his wheel to the right

When the fuck was he supposed to take the corner then?

Hamilton needs to learn hes not the only driver out there, reminds me of Bahrain when he was pissy that a backmarker didnt let him through, even though it was for position.

>When the fuck was he supposed to take the corner then?

Preferably when he didn't have to try to drive through another car to do so.

Sorry, bottom line was Webber was too overconfident in trying to overtake there.
