i would suggest a lower ankle
choice two.
because you'd need lighter shoes and a little more flexibility taking on faster def. ends.
guard...it can go either way, if your offense pulls alot, then go lower, and if your stationary most of the time, go higher on the ankle.
center...go high, your gonna need the stability and that helps...however little it may seem.
but of course most of all is comfort, and how it feels on your foot
