Terrible, terrible player. I really can't see why Pep wants to keep him and sell Eto'o. Eto'o is twice the player Henry was in his prime.

Henry is one of the greatest strikers the world has ever seen. his shot power, accuracy and hes fast as a mother fucking cat.

i hope this is just a really bad attempt at trolling

to be twice as good as Henry was in his prime, wow, i don't know what kind of skills you'd have to have

I wouldn't say Eto'o is twice as good as Henry in his prime, but he's still a better player than he is. In my book, Eto'o is the greatest striker in the last 25 years, and top 5 of all time. And he's still only 27.

henry was good at Arsenal where the whole team played for him. can't play anywhere else though. same thing will happen to €ronaldo if he leaves for real.

Eto'o is not better than Henry was in his prime. Even now Henry is better, but Barcelona is not the right team for him.
>> Anonymous
i would agree that henry was the greatest striker in the world for a few years. eto'o has never reached that mark, and i doubt he ever will. Henry is certainly in the top 25 best strikers the world has ever seen, eto'o is not.
>> Anonymous
He's not terrible, he's just not suited to the conditions of Spain. Also he's 30/31.

He should've stayed at Arsenal. I guess Adebayor won't make that same mistake.

Perhaps if Barcelona didn't treat their players as machines and more like people they'd actually win something.

I for one would pick Eto'o over Henry, any day of the week. Eto'o is one of the most complete strikers I've ever seen, Henry is not. Simple as that. Too many Arsefags itt.

Henry failed as soon as Bergkamp left.

fixed

Eto'o is playing better than Henry in pre-season. That is all. If we have both come the start of the season, all the better for us. I would rather keep them than buy Drogba or Adebayor.

Henry is a great player. When France went down at Euro 2008 he was one of the players who was actually performing well. Eto'o is a great scorer and, being in his prime, probably is better than Henry right now but he's also a huge drama queen. If he keeps blowing up in the dressing room then he's more of a liability than he's worth. He needs to partner with Henry and not see him as a threat. "I'm not the center of the offense? BAAAAWWWWWWW!"

The Henry of 03/04 was immense. Best striker ever

hail hail fellow tim

speaking of barca, we are apparently going to sign on a permanent deal marc crossas. apparently barca was wanting just to loan him, but the player really wants to play for the hoops. supposedly he is the next Xavi....which would be a coup for us

another connection between two clubs, barcelona and celtic, that are more than a club. we represent a people, a national identity, a religion, and freedom. we fight a gainst injustice, fascism, and racism in all forms.
