It depends what you mean by "make it". Anyone can turn professional, you just need some amateur experience, about 3-4 years worth at minimum (about 10+ bouts at the very least). It doesn't even matter if you lose every bout.
If you mean you want to make a steady wage, all you need is to be hard to knockout. That means toughness, a good chin, be a good loser, and a good defence if you value your facial features. Promoters are always looking for journeymen to test their young fighters against, in britain you can get around £500 a fight, or if you strike it lucky and get to fight a big up and coming star, up to about £10,000.
If you mean you'd want to be competitive and go for domestic titles, you don't particularly need god given talent unless you live in the US, it's more about discipline, and how tough you are. At lower level it's easy to find success if you stick to the basics and pick your opponents, but it is only a matter of time before somebody with said talent comes along and fucks you up.
Anything higher than regional and national titles requires real god given talent and full time commitment. If you have that talent you'll already know. If not, then you don't.
