He was the hitting coach of the Jays before he became manager, so he has the experience. What worries me is that this offense may be so bad that even Cito and Gene won't be able to fix the mistakes.
I'm hoping today was the last day of Gibbyball (After all, he and a few coaches were just fired today). Afterwards, Cito and Gene will be able to fix the Blue Jay batter's mistakes (Hopefully).
