Enjoy ending the season 9-2, fags.

And I don't mean a good 9-2 like MSU, I mean a shitty, not at the top of the big 10 and missing not only the BCS title game but also the rose bowl 9-2.

Also while I'm here I'd like to give a big EAT SHIT to Ohio State. While you're busy being ahead of Penn State in-conference but still being in a shitty bowl game, we'll be Spartying on in the biggest non-title Bowl game.

I think Penn St will win out and play for the NC. It's bullshit how easy their schedule is, though.
>> Anonymous
>>458022
I think they will. The chances of both Bama and Tech winning out is very low. And what's bullshit is that the rest of the Big Ten is fucking terrible. They ruin it for us. ghey.
>> Anonymous
>>458027

I do respect Penn St at least (unlike Ohio St) but I think it's beyond gay that the Big 10, Pac 10, and Big East get auto BCS bids without having their own conference championship games.

I know this won't happen any time soon, but say the Big 10 added Notre Dame and had 2 divisions with a conference championship. Maybe Penn St would rematch OSU in early December (depending on who is in each division). That would be fucking awesome and it would make the rest of the country feel like Penn St really "earned" their spot.

As it is now... eh...
>> Anonymous
>>458034
Notre dame will never join the big ten (11) for the simple fact they have a contract with NBC. If they joined the big ten, they would have to drop their contract and we all know how much bullshit the big ten network is.

So who else is looking forward to Penn State vs. Florida?
>> Anonymous
>>458027
Bama is winning against LSU and play Miss. State and Auburn(ha) next. I'd say they have a very good chance, if you're just talking about the regular season. Florida in the SEC championship might be a different story, though.

>>458259
yeah, alabama is in big fuckin trouble against florida. penn st is absurdly lucky they don't have to go through the same.

though they might just lose this one anyway.

hate to break it to you, but if you knock off penn state, ohio state has a tie breaker over michigan state, and will go to the rose bowl over the spartans. enjoy your second rate bowl game, msufag.

Should they find a way to knock off Penn State at home, the Spartans would force a three-way tie atop the Big Ten standings, but get the conference’s automatic bid to the Rose Bowl. The first tiebreaker doesn’t apply, since it deals with head-to-head records and all three teams would be 1-1 against each other.>>458347

The next criteria eliminates teams that played the most FCS teams (formerly I-AA) throughout the season. Ohio State and Penn State opened with FCS opponents, leaving the Rose Bowl berth for the Spartans.

Dear Iowa.

Thank you for stepping up and taking care of Hawaii, err I mean PSU, and shutting up everybody who thinks they're a good team.

Sincerely,
everybody but Penn State fans.
>> Anonymous
>>458382
It's not a 3 way tie if Penn State has two losses, dumbass.

MSU would have 1 conference loss
OSU would have 1 conference loss
That ties them, but owait OSU beat MSU.
PSU would have 2 conference losses and thus be irrelevant.

I guess I'll just have to root for Michigan then, for once.

Which would be the craziest upset ever, but fuck it. Why not?

Illinois has a better chance of beating OSU than Michigan.

Both of them have lost to MAC teams. Actually MAC teams have beaten Big 10 teams almost every time they've faced off this year. Maybe we should put them in the BCS and Big 10 in the mid majors.
