8 wonderlic?

0 playoff wins?

hey, Vince might suck, but he is still already better than Tim Couch. Maybe even better tthan Jake Plummer....

I like his attitude, haven't made up my mind on his play because I don't watch the Titans because I don't care about them.

I taught Vince how to read... a book.

Is it sick that he's one of the few qb's ever to start his first two years and have a .500 or better records his first two years? Wonder what will happen now that a real OC is on the team instead of Chow.

tim couch's career passer rating: 75.1
vince young: 69.0

lol, that's not too far off from his actual throwing motion.

>tim couch's career passer rating: 75.1
>vince young: 69.0

That being said could you give me W-L records of the two? I am guessing that Vince's career after 3 years is a winnning one, Tim's, not so much.

Yeah, because VY singlehandedly won those games amirite?

>>24103
Hey, I do not give a shit about Vince Young, but I want pure stats back on Browns, the worst franchise in the worst city in the worst version of football.
>> Anonymous
>>24115

A few of them. Yes.

Remember, it's the Titans. Not exactly star-studded.
>> Anonymous
>>24103

lol expansion team, not comparable.

but anyway, couch: 2-14, 3-13, 7-9
young: 8-8, 10-6
>> Anonymous
>>24115
yeah they were rocking that 1-3 record with Collins the past two seasons, I forgot. Although truthfully the key to those wins were the Defense's wins. Haynesworth is a stud when he's not stompin' heads.

You do know that Vince's completion percentage went up over 10 points this past year, right? And that's without any real options to throw to and a conservative OC. Just wait until he gets some real receivers. He's going to take over the NFL.

>>24136
when do they stop being an expansion team and start being a terrible team?
>> Anonymous
>>24136
SO SHUT THE FUCK UP CLEVELANDER! ONE QB IS OVER .500 (Vince), the other had a "better passer rating" but was uh 12-26. Even David Carr and Rick Mirer knows Brady Quinn is worse than Couch.

>Vince's completion percentage went up over 10 points this past year

Meanwhile,

Touchdowns go down
Interceptions go up

Tarvaris Jackson > Vince Young

when does he stop being a QB with terrible receivers and start being a terrible QB?
>> Anonymous
>>24147
Uh they began being a terrible team right at the afl/nfl merger, and very close to 50 yrs later, they are still terrible.

grossman:13-3

I'd say when they hired Romeo. Chris Palmer was a joke, Butch Davis trying to do both head coach and GM duties was a joke, and John Collins letting Botch get away with that shit was a joke. Then again, you being a very weak troll wouldn't know anything about what's happened with the team.

Tom Brady 18-1

listen to this man. vince young is 2 failseasons away from becoming a full-fledged bust.
>> HKK !Li1UpTuBEs
>>24152

Yeah because you know all those targets Vince had to throw to like Justin Gage and Roydell Williams. The majority of Titan drives this past year ended with dropped passes in the endzone. His receivers suck. Bottom line. Vince improved this past year despite what his stats might tell you.

Don't forget making due with his old college buddy Bo Scaife at TE who wasn't even drafted. That guy had two redshirt years at UT due to two massive knee surgerys. Alge Crumpler might help, but he seriously needs Limas Sweed or someone tall that can catch.

it's easy to think everything's rosy when your defense (along with tony dungy) carries your team to the playoffs. only when vince is forced to make throws will you finally be aware of his fail.

.....Hey. You smell.

>tony dungy

Err, don't you mean Jeff Fisher?
>> Anonymous
>>24180
What he means is....the Colts helped them out.
>> Anonymous
>>24184

Care to elaborate?
>> Anonymous
>>24187

sure. by not playing his starters other than for the sole purpose of getting reggie wayne the receiving title. he didn't have a gameplan in place to even try to win the game (lol 2 yard slants to wayne on every play until he's #1 in the league). plus, playing against jim sorgi pretty much guarantees a win.

I see. Thank you.

>>24195
hah, oh yeah I forgot why Brown fan hates the Titans. Titans draft Jammal Charles in the 1st and sweed in the 2nd? We needs moar Horns in Nashville. Austin part II in the making.
>> Anonymous
>>24258

It's not that we hate the Titans, it just really sucked watching that game play out the way it did. It's more about the Colts' weak excuse for an NFL effort.
