Enormous amounts of G-Forces being put on the body, the car symbolically becoming an 'extension of the driver's body', and plenty of the same skills and conditioning it takes for regular sports.
Also, Kyle Busch is the new Ernie Irvan. Checkers or wreckers is his driving style, which reminds me a lot of Irvan. But Busch has some maturing to do yet before he wins a championship. Him taking just about the entire field out in the Truck race at Daytona is evidence of that.
