You know a player is good when people say a shot being blocked by a defender is "fail".

RB is our weakest spot, atm.. But we have no need to buy a new player. Brown and Neville (both Mancs) are good enough to cut it with the best, and Da Silva look like top future prospects... Him, his brother and Possebon are quality. They look more like Carlos' players than Fergie's, but like that really matters.

Goalkeeper is your weakest spot. Van Der Sar is crap.

lol, wut?

It's probably the position we'll need to buy into next, but because of VdS age and our back up is incredibly unreliable/injured/18 (delete as applicable). Only Cech is better than him in the Prem. Reina is about the same level, but I think he is a bit to iffy with crosses.

Also lol at the Viva John Terry chants being clearly audible.

He's a liability nowadays. His buttfuckery cost you points against Newcastle and Liverpool. I'd have Cech, Reina, Given, Howard and Gordon in the EPL ahead of him.

Foster might turn out to be a good keeper but yes, he seemsto be injured a lot.

I wouldn't want Howard again! I rate Gordon, but not so much love for Given. VdS is the best goal keeper with had since Schmeichel. His start of season form hasn't been no worse than the teams. We're picking up now, and I don't think you'll see him making many more mistakes this season.

For me the question is more: who next? Would Casillas come if we bargained for him in the Ronaldo deal (which will happen sooner or later), could we some how buy Buffon, Julio Cesar, etc.. Or will we end up with another Taibi. Even if we get a big name they could do a Buffon!

tlr; imo vds is in the top 3 for goal keepers in England.

PROTIP: Petr Cech isn't actually that good, he's just huge.

Cheers for the red parts of Liverpool, moans of dismay from the scattered pockets of blue along Merseyside
