Don't forget the special teams

Way to give up that huge kick return RIGHT AFTER GREEN BAY TIED IT

They'd be undefeated with Brett Favre at quarterback. Don't deny it.

The Packers, single handedly giving the Bears a playoff berth. lolnfcnorth

And how about that offensive line

15 holding calls this season
>> Anonymous
Rodgers threw for 313 yds with 3 td's today, stop sucking Favre's cock and realize that the Packers are sucking in both defense and special teams.

If you don't want him, we vikings would take him off your hands.
>> Anonymous
Packers have as many losses now as they did at the end of last season. They were one interception away from going to the super bowl. Their quarterback owned every major passing record and was picked to start in the pro bowl.

And they ditched him for an injury-prone Rodgers and sent him off to a shitty team where he threw 6 touchdown passes last week. Because he changed his mind twice.

Ugh, I know.

>>382950
OP here, I realize this, and I like Rodgers. Hell, with Ryan Grant starting to run well, I like the offense as a whole.

But I am not MSPainting eyepatches onto the entire defense and ST.
>> Anonymous
>>382942

Not to mention the amount of pressure they're allowing on Rodgers. Kind of shocked he's doing as well as he is.
>> Anonymous
>>382931

Favre is gone. Fucking gone. And he's never coming back. I'm worried what's going on now, not 'what would have happened' if an aging hick were still on our team.
>> Anonymous
>>382956

ITT idiots who don't realize that Rodgers is the only thing that's not a problem right now with the team

If you want to blame someone on offense, blame Ryan Grant.
>> Anonymous
Fucking Favre. Rodgers is going to be driven out of the Pack, and you know what? Fuck Winconsin, go to hell you dumb inbred hicks. We'll take him in Minnesota.
>> Anonymous
>>383021

Grant had a decent game today. Might have had 100 yards if the Pack wasn't playing from behind all day.

The real blame on offense has to go to the o-line, as stated by>>382942and>>383002.
>> Sneak !!+y8MDiWrdyT
>>383021

Grant was actually pretty good today. He's been nursing a hammie that had been affecting his performance in the first couple games.

Right now it's our offensive line and defense that I'm worried about. Both are commiting stupid penalties and are basically not doing the shit they're being paid to do.

tl;dr packers are fucked this year
>> Anonymous
Favre's strong arm prevents teams from stacking the box, which helps the running game. A good running game helps the defense. Therefore having Favre at quarterback makes the whole team better. Lol at guys looking at stats saying "Rodgers stats look good durr." Of course he's not the problem but that doesn't change the fact that the team is much better with Favre at quarterback.
>> Anonymous
>>382942
There were AT LEAST 15 uncalled holding penalties today too...

Abraham.
>> Anonymous
>>383048

Because Aaron has absolutely no arm strength.

O wait, the bombs he threw in Week 1/2 were farther than anything Favre has thrown in years. Not to mention he played a great game on a gimped shoulder.

This team took advantage of a weak schedule last year, and now everyone is blessing Favre with the results. Holy fuck, we were favored to win every single damn game, besides the Cowboys.

The only teams that we played that had winning records when we played them were-
Redskins- 4-3
Chiefs- 4-3
Lions- 6-4

That's it. This year we've already went against two 3-1 teams, and a re-born Falcons team. This is with injuries up the asshole.

If we can actually get healthy, we'll start to light mother fuckers up again. But fuck me sideways, Favre being here would not magically fix shit. It would just be 4-12 all over again, and he would be fucking things up right along with it.

Packers won't be seeing the playoffs for the next few years. Get used to it.

LOL LETS BLAME AARON RODGERS CUZ ITS OBVIUSLY HIS FALT SINCE HES THE ONLY DIFFRENCE AND THEY LOST TODAY LOL

Fuck you and shut up. Rodgers has a fucked up shoulder and still went for 313 yards and 3 TDs, not to mention an overall QB rating in the fucking upper 110's.

You want to pin blame on anybody let's go ahead and look at that run defense. They couldn't stop a blind, deaf, mute with bilateral limb amputation. Favre being here would actually hurt us more this year, Rodgers has been amazing, and Favre would have at least ten or so INTs this year.
>> 12StalKSofCoRn !!gS8V+aRN3ES
>If we can actually get healthy

Don't start this shit. This is football, son. Leave your vagina at the door.

I've seen every packers game and have been happy with what I've seen in rodgers. We just keep shooting ourselves in the foot.

FUCKING FUCK OF THE FUCK TREE! FUCKING PENALTIES! STOP HOLDING! STOP FUCKING HOLDING!!

*sobs*

I think the division is shitty enough that you can't rule out any team for the near future. Except the Lions.

Of course, if the Vikings get an actual QB, all bets are off.

I know you're right... but all I remember is the interception with 5 minutes to go in the 4th.

>>383250
I really do like what I've seen of Rodgers.

If there's anything I don't like, he holds the ball too long and takes a lot of sacks... and even then, that seems to be a matter of him not seeing anyone open, and he's not going to force it into triple coverage like Favre would.

The o-line needs to stop the fucking penalties, though.

In comparison to watching Favre choke in the playoffs, and having to settle for a 22+ draft pick.

Hey, we got Rodgers with a 22+ draft pick

Imagine if Alex Smith could have sat behind Favre for three years.

We'd be 18-0 in Week 5.

I gotta disagree, the Packers are the youngest team in the NFL by a wide margin, and now they have a very young quarterback as well. Not to mention the fact that the play in the NFC North, which is like a AA farm system.

The Packers have a bright future no matter what happens this year. The only real threats to their future is the aging of Driver, Harris, and Woodson. That's why I was so impressed by Thompson's decision to get rid of Favre because he realized that the time to look to the future is now and Rodgers will be infinitely better for it.
>> Anonymous
What did you guize think of Matt Ryan??

Srsly... they took a lot of crap for taking him there, and giving him all that money.
>> 12StalKSofCoRn !!gS8V+aRN3ES
>only real threats to their future is the aging of Driver, Harris, and Woodson

aka our most consistent players

I'm fucking panicking! Our quarterback is hurt! I don't know how to deal with this!
>> Anonymous
>>383329
Driver's only 33, Woodson and Harris are only 31. Those are the only age concerns on the entire team and those aren't terrible. All three of those guys could easily play another 6 years, at least 3 or 4 of them at a pro bowl level.
>> Anonymous
>>383329

Al Harris isn't shit, Woodson is only 31, and Donald Driver didn't do shit this year until this game. James Jones is basically the same damn player anyway.

I'm more worried about Clifton/Tauscher.

>> Anonymous
>>383370
normally I'd agree with you, but Woodson has been playing out of his mind this year. 4 Picks, two pick-sixes so far, he's been the lone bright spot on that injured secondary
>> Awesome Eli, Giants, and Post here if your team is undefeated thread
>>383335
has Woodson ever made any crazy INTs like he did with Michigan in GB?
>> Anonymous
>>383374
That doesn't mean he can keep it up for another four years.

The Packers are going to win games with their defense, they said...
