From the standpoint of pure skill, it's lidstrom. Hands down.
Yeah yeah, he's not so young anymore, and he's not the most physical player out there, but it's amazing to watch the guy: he's never ever out of position. He's just always where he needs to be.
That said I'd guess that a close second would be Niedermayer. Not quite as skilled, but a lot more physical, so it balances out.
