Reggie Bush bash thread

How can Adrian Peterson have more yards than Reggie in less years?
>> Anonymous
For the 3 games he isn't injured in a season, he's God in a Vikings uniform.
>> Anonymous
Reggie Bush commericals to date = 3
Adrian Peterson commericals to date = 0

Who fucking sucks now?

I'm no Aint's fan, broncofag actually, but the offense in NO is pretty diverse. The Vikings are predominantly a running attack since their receivers blow goats. Bush is a great compliment to the run and pass, but isn't a good primary in either.
>> Anonymous
doesnt lendale white have more yards than reg?
>> Anonymous
How is USC not getting pounded by the NCAA right now?
>> Anonymous
>>213784
viking receivers aren't the problem. its the failure throwing to them.
>> Anonymous
>>213985

Because USC didn't know this shit is doing down. Well, they did know but they have plausible deniability on their side.
>> Anonymous
>>213737
Actually, AP is in a new Vitamin Water commercial. so thats 1
>> Anonymous
>>213790

Lendale does. He has more rushing yards in one year than Reggie in two.

Never did seeming fail turn out to be such epic win.
>> Anonymous
>>213992

Yes, and doesn't this make handing the ball off to Peterson 40 times a game that much easier to do? I fear for this kid's knees and back in 4-5 years.

FUCK YEAH SUPER MARIO

I LOL at Lienart and Bush becoming busts.
>> Kilgamayan (18-1) !2BklmILFiE

And to think they got DeMeco Ryans in the next round. Jesus Christ.

>>214550

Leinart's not a bust yet, Arizona just has no fucking clue what they're doing.

watch Reggie die

plus, his girlfriend has a sex tape. that's right, if you have a strong enough stomach, you can watch some OTHER dude pound Reggie's girlfriend

4-5 years? Try this season. and next. The guy gets injured once a year, including every year in college. It's already getting to him, but much like when the Twins ran that young pitcher into the ground a couple years ago, they'll do the exact same thing to AP.
>> Anonymous
ITT we fail to realize that all the players that come out of USC are just perfect examples of system players.

>>214560

USC players have a rep about not living up to expectations, it first started with Keyshawn Johnson....
>> Anonymous
>>214676

ummmmmm you do know that reggie bush was the SECOND OVERALL PICK and considered by many to be the best player in his draft class right?

>>214682

I hate that argument, no matter where they were picked in the draft, they are both in the same place right now. NFL Running backs.
>> Anonymous
>>214686

sorry but no

nfl teams do not expect the same production from all players no matter where they were drafted, whether you like to believe so or not

if that were really the case, why do they give contracts with massive signing bonuses to first rounders
>> Anonymous
Uhh have you seen Adrian Peterson run the football?

That's how.
>> Anonymous
Blame the Saints management for selecting Reggie, when they already HAVE A FUCKING PROVEN RUNNING BACK. WHEN YOU SELECT A RUNNING BACK WITH THE SECOND OVERALL PICK YOU DON'T FUCKING PUT HIM AS A BACKUP.
>> Anonymous
>>214704
You take the best player available, and Reggie at that point is the best player available.

"what he say bout bush? best availible? NIGGA PLEASE"
>> Anonymous
>>214704
He was turning 27 that year, I'm pretty sure they were thinking about the future when they drafted Reggie, besides he was considered a "can't miss" guy.
>> Anonymous
>>214704
A running back who hasn't had a complete season since 2004.
BTW Reggie Bush is already an NFL record holder.
He had a sophomore slump, a lot of good players do. The Saints have some sick running backs and Reggie Bush is not an every down back and nobody said he was.
He is what he is and the Saints got more than what they expected. To the NFC championship.
>> Anonymous
Reggie Bush on the Pats would be epic, they'd go 19-0 without a doubt.
>> Anonymous
>>214717
You best be joking, no one know who the fuck is Antonio Cromartie, before that Sunday night game against the Colts.
>> Anonymous
>>214720
No they were thinking about being able to run a 2 running back system, not drafting a guy who could replace Deuce.
Nobody looked at Reggie and saw an every down back. They saw a receiving 3rd down back, like Kevin Faulk. The saw somebody that could do crazy things if you could get him the ball in the open.
The problem last year was that with Deuce hurt, defenses could key in on him and contain him a lot better.
>> Anonymous
>>214723
>record holder
ap does too

That is because the play of DREW WHO THREW OVER 4,400 FUCKING YARDS BREES, and MARQUES WHO SHOULD BEEN THE ROOKIE OF THE YEAR WHO WAS TAKEN IN THE FUCKING 7th ROUND AND CAME OUT OF HOFSTRA COLSTON.
>> Anonymous
>>214727

Yeah, they spent the 2nd overall pick hoping to get a Kevin Faulk type back.
>> Anonymous
>>214725
and yet hes the best player out of that first round draft class

>> Anonymous
>>214746
fuck off
addai is in a great system, everyone that plays them focuses on defending against the pass, neglect addai, and he gets easy plays because of it
hawk and sims arent bad, but when compared to the previous year (merriman/ware) there really is no comparison. i know its not fair to compare them to the previous years selections, but it emphasizes their mediocrity
lol im not going to waste my time on wimbley
>> Anonymous
>>214745
You don't know Joe Addai or Kamerion Wimbley? Get out.
>> Anonymous
>>214760
as for cromartie, he plays the most difficult position in all of football and still manages to excel at it. that coupled with the fact that NO has a miserable secondary, cromartie would have been an excellent choice for the saints
>> Anonymous
Wimbley had a great rookie season, but he is suffering a sophomore slump, he is out of those hybrid of lineback and defense end.
>> Anonymous
>>214762
wimbley is mediocre, the only reason he may have excelled is because everyone else around him on that defense is wretched
>> Anonymous
>>214766
WHO THE FUCK TAKES A INJURED PLAYER WITH THE SECOND OVERALL PICK?! HE WAS COMING OFF A TORN ACL. HE WAS EVEN LUCKY TO BE TAKEN IN THE FIRST ROUND. STOP LOOKING AT HIM NOW AND LOOK AT HIM THEN.
>> Anonymous
>>214773
well when you put it in CAPZ how can anyone disagree?
>> Kilgamayan (18-1) !2BklmILFiE

Cromartie isn't even the best corner on his own team. All he does is swing for the fences. Kid needs to lern2coverage like his buddy on the opposite side.
>> Anonymous
>>214772
double digits suck as a rookie is always good. also he lead in sacks in defense this year too.
