Wouldn't know, tried watching it but between the announcers and that awful blue field I couldn't stomach the game.

10-7 Broncos at the half.

Boise will make top 10 this year before the final week of the season.

How many years would they, or any WAC team, have to consecutively go undefeated before being accepted into a bowl game?

Never as long as their schedule looks like this...

8/30 Idaho State
9/13 Bowling Green
9/20 @ Oregon
10/01 Louisiana Tech
10/11 @ Southern Miss
10/17 Hawaii
10/24 @ San Jose State
11/01 @ New Mexico State
11/08 Utah State
11/15 @ Idaho
11/22 @ Nevada
11/28 Fresno State

The big conference schools can get away with playing nobodies because they have to play a brutal conference schedule. I realize that creates a catch-22, cause if the big schools won't play anyone but nobodies, how does Boise can't play them, but that's just how it works.

Well, your answer is clearly this:

... but realistically, if you beat a BCS opponent or two in the first three weeks, get ranked, and then go 12-0, you COULD technically finish the season in the Top 2, provided you get a lot of help from other teams losing. Like, had BYU not lost this week, they were already number 9... if the Big 12 cancels itself out in conference play, and the SEC did the same thing, they'd have been in. Now it'll be Boise St, Utah, or nuthin'.
