Goddammit, I hate this team so much it hurts sometimes.
You might have beaten my boilermakers, but you won't make it to the big dance.
ITT: we hate on Buckeyes
>> Anonymous
My main peeve about the Buckeyes is that they make our entire conference look like shit by blowing title games.

No, the rest of the conference makes the rest of the conference look like shit, by never even making it to a title game.

not a michiganfag btw but:

I'd rather lose to you and then beat the ass out of the team that KILLED you last year then go to the NC and get embarrassed.
>> Anonymous
>>27219

no, you wouldn't. michigan's season is done when they lose to ohio state, and vice-versa.
>> Anonymous
>>27221

Huh? I would take a bowl victory over a good Florida team then lost to the NC for the second year straight.
>> Anonymous
>>27225

well then you're an idiot. michigan would rather beat ohio state than win the capital one bowl. period.
>> Anonymous
>>27207
Hardly, I don't give a shit about football north of the mason-dixon. I'm just tired of seeing ohio state fans act like their team has any business being in the top ten.

I would like to thank the Buckeyes for beating the Boilermakers and helping out the Badgers.

Idiot.

Firstly, if you knew jack shit about OSU-Michigan, you'd know that that game is bigger than the title game for those teams. (Don't believe me? The 2002-03 Buckeye championship team had their rings changed to have 14-9 on them, the score of that years OSU-Mich game.)
Not to mention, the Florida team Michigan beat was NOT the team that beat OSU. It was a different team without a lot of the players on the team the year before.

Did you REALLY think Purdue would beat Ohio State? Good luck ever making a decent bowl game.

>>27168

Well maybe the rest of the conference should step up and actually MAKE title games, eh? Or maybe even make BCS games? Let's face it, the Big Ten isn't great, and whatever team you are cheering for obviously isn't helping.

>>27183

Aww...poor little Mikey. He never beat Ohio State. And after all the shit he talked too. I'll shed a tear for him.

>>27193

The Big House is a piece of shit. Yeah, it's big, but it's an eyesore from the outside, and it's SO much quieter than Ohio State's stadium. I've attended games at both.

>>27219

You are fucking dumb. They were a completely different team than when Ohio State played them. Florida had 9 players drafted that year, plus another 18 undrafted. They lost a LOT of talent.

And, finally, I think it's really funny how you guys always give us shit about losing two years in a row. Oklahoma lost to LSU 21-14 in 2004, and then again to USC 55-19 (a bigger margin than Florida-OSU). Florida State went three years in a row and lost two, just not in a row.

If you're going to bitch and moan about how your team didn't make it, then complain about them too. And maybe you shouldn't be losing to shitty teams like Stanford, South Carolina, Pittsburgh, Colorado...

You're all just jealous, and anyone that doesn't see real talent on the Buckeyes either has never seen a game except Florida-OSU, or are too young to know anything about football.
>> Anonymous
The only reason to hate a team is because they're really good. You see people hating Duke, the Yankees, the Patriots, USC, etc for no reason...not schools like Northwestern who embarrass our conference.
>> Anonymous
>>27178

I'm an OSUfag, but I like Auburn. Step it up!

He was talking about the basketball game.
>> Anonymous
>>28237

Ohhhhhhhhhhhh. I get it now.

Give us a break man...we've had a shitty year in basketball. Our team always comes close but can never finish our games...we always lose by 5 or less.

We probably won't make the tournament this year, but we'll be sweet next year. We're getting two McDonald's All-Americans, plus we'll have Koufos, Lighty, Diebler, and Turner returning.

I'm neutral on this OSU business, but I hate several perennially sucky teams just because of traditional rivalries.

Does my memory deceive me, or did the same team that lost to a 1-AA school also beat a top tier SEC team? Oh, that's right. Florida. And the heisman winner too? Wow.

Just about the only thing I can think of worse than losing to App. State is losing to a team that lost to App state.

You still aint got shit on LSU's Death Valley or Florida's The Swamp. Although i liked your O-H-I-O cheer in the superdome.

Last championship was 1992, and before that was 1978 and 1979. And even though they've won 12, half of them were under Bear Bryant.
>> Anonymous
>>29164

Hey, let's be fair...we beat LSU in 1988 and tied them in 1987 (when they went 10-1-1), so at least we've beaten them in the REGULAR season...

And the SEC actually had a losing record to the Big Ten in bowl games (or at least they did last year...it might be tied now), and SEC schools are losing head-to-head all time with 94-87-7.
>> Anonymous
I'm surprised we haven't heard from LSUfags...even the SEC doesn't like them.
