Who will get the most touches this season? I get one point per touch in FF. Rate these RBs.
Jones Drew
Larry Johnson
Ryan Grant
Brandon Jacobs
Laurence Marahoney

jones drew seems the obvious answer.

Larry Johnson because they have no QB and he is decent.

Go take a look at his schedule. He plays some tough pass D, so his first year is going to be a bit of a mulligan I think.

Grant will easily get more touches than Jones-Drew. Fred Taylor is an immortal of some kind and still gets it done between the 20's.

All the more reason to have him air it out more. Crash course for a couple of games have him learn the ropes.

They can't win it on the back of ryan grant alone and he has to learn sometime.

Fred has hit the breaking point for Running backs. If he comes in it will be about as frequent jerome bettis did in his last few years.

J-Drew is the man now.

Are you serious right now? Do you watch the NFL? They don't break in newbies by having them go "air it out" a few games and THEN teach them to be conservative....it's kinda the other way around.

Jones-Drew in a full season last year had 167 rushes. Grant in 10 games had 188.

Yea keep dreaming, he had well over 200 touches last season. I'm sure it will go to Jerome Bettis style over the course of one offseason.

I don't think you know how old 32 is in running back years. No matter how hard he works out you just can't overcome that.

Drew will definitely be the man.

There is no better time for him to learn the passing game than now. Without favre the chances of them winning diminish immensely. It was his short passes that got them that far not ryan grant.

They didn't get rid of brett favre just to run Ryan grant over and over. They know Rodgers is the future of the team and they are going to let him go out there and learn the game this season.

I'll screencap it Black Star. Only time will tell which one of us is right. Someday during the season I will make a thread declaring a winrar!

sounds good to me.

1. Ryan Grant

Rodgers has the touch, but he hasn't proven that he can produce consistently. Ryan Grant will used frequently to take the pressure off of him.

2. Jones Drew
Will compete with Fred Taylor but is on a decidedly run heavy team.

3.Laurence Maroney

I don't think the Pats have anyone else to run the ball for them

4. Brandon Jacobs

The Giants, however, do.

5. Larry Johnson

I just see him as being the most likely to be injured on this list. Herm has run this guy into the ground, and he's old.

The have Sammy Morris, LaMont Jordan....oh and Belichick likes to give touchdowns to guys like Kyle Eckel
>> Kilgamayan !2BklmILFiE
Larry Johnson has the least competition in his own backfield.

Brian Westbrook.
