Yeah they lost to the Falcons. 4 Weeks ago. They also just beat Indy and have had a bye week to rest and prepare for this game. Toss in a bit of any given Sunday and you have yourself a good chance at an upset.

Well they sure had a hell of a time with Indianapolis. And Indy was playing really shitty. Definitely wasn't the "OMG 6-0? INDY IS FUCKED!" everyone was talking up.

Yeah, I live in Georgia. Falcons are definitely improved this year, but not Tennessee good by any means.

Sorry, didn't hear any of that, it got drowned out by all the "6-1! 6-1!"

Titans are overrated anyone check their opponents W/L record? I think it's like 18-37 or some shit
>> Anonymous
>>438313
17-33. It's worth noting that half of Tennessee's opponents have a losing record ONLY because they lost to the Titans.
>> Anonymous
Also, lets be real here, yes, the teams the Titans have faced are sub standard, but they have also done what they are supposed to do and beat those teams with ease. Cinci, Houston, Minnesota, KC and Indy we're all beaten by 10 or more points. The only game that has been close thus far is Baltimore, who is one of the only teams that has an as good or better defense.

The NFL isn't the SEC, you can't expect teams to have scheds loaded with every awesome team in the league, also, how many really good teams are their this year. Even the NFC East is looking weaker every week with the Cowboys either losing miserably or barely getting by.

well, that was stupid of the Titans. They should have let those teams win so they would look more legit.

I'm willing to bet there are internet denizens that actually believe this.

They can only beat the teams they are scheduled, its not like they can help it that their competition sucks. This is the NFL, the only way to have gotten a tougher schedule is to have done better the previous year, and even that only effects a few games on the docket.

Its the NFL, unlike the SEC (>>438328) they don't just pay cupcake out of conference opponents to come in and make them look good.

Almost all the picks I saw/read/heard were strongly favoring an unbeaten TN over a beat to shit 3-3 IN coming off a loss to Green Bay. Where do you get your info?

Regaurdless of who they have played, they have now established themselves as the team to beat. They have youth where they need it, and vetrans where they need them. I am not calling 18-1 on them, but I do see some late season play if not a championship. and thankfully no one will say it is because of vince young's worthless ass

unless he comes back late in the season, then everything we've earned up to that point gets *'d

seriously hope not, he was pretty good in college, but this is professional stuff here, if you run around like your in college, some line will break your leg....
