Almost every player.
BJ Upton already said he wants to test free-agency, and after this postseason, there's no way in hell the Rays are going to be able to afford him.

The only two predictions that seem to have any thought put into them right now.
Here are mine:
AL East/WC: Boston/Tampa Bay - I see these two teams going back and forth all season, since the Rays are going to be pretty much the same team, probably some small improvements, and the Red Sox are probably going to make some upgrades to the pitching staff, and infield. AL Central: Indians/Twins - Indians proved they were good in the 2nd half of 2008, and most everyone will be back. Biggest concern is a starting pitcher. AL West: Angels - No one else in the West is even close to competing.
NL East: Phillies - Most everyone will be back, plus they'll have a bit of money to spend NL Central: Cubs - They may have failed in the playoffs, but they proved they know how to GET there. NL West: No fucking idea. That division sucks so much it's impossible to tell. NL WC: Mets - I don't see them collapsing 3 years in a row.
