Patsfag here (inb4 18-1, combo breaker, spygate, ect)

If you had to pick now who's your pick to win the Next Superbowl?

I think the Chargers have the best chance

Minnesota Vikings.

Seriously.

They need to improve their passing game a lot and Peterson may be a dud this year.

No. Not even if Adrian Peterson could throw a football through a hoop at 40 yards.

I know, it's a long shot.

But honestly, Jackson only needs to be decent. Peterson has an amazing O line, Taylor can take the pressure off, Berrian FINALLY gives them a somewhat decent receiver, D line is probably the best in the NFL, only thing missing is a good pass defense, which we have yet to see in action.

In your defense the Vikings have a very soft schedule this season save for having to play the Colts, Jags, Titans and maybe the Saints and Giants.

I never liked Philip Rivers and I still don't.

I think the Pats and Colts as always are good bets.

I don't think the Giants just because its tough to repeat and they lost Strahan.

As for the rest, who really knows. Giants and Steelers have shown its all about getting hot at the right time.

Certainly helps them along. Did anyone else catch them play the Giants last season? Massive lulzfest.

CHARGERS WILL NEVER WIN A SUPER BOWL CAUSE THEY'RE CRAP, ALSO ALLEN FOR THREEEEEEEEEEE!

OP here

If the Chargers had LT then they would of ran all over the Pats in the AFC Final, which was a decently close game.

And Rivers dominated the Colts Defense, which isn't the best but is VERY underrated.

The Chargers defense will be, imo, the overall best in the league, especially after the Giants are going without Strahan in '08

If everyone stays healthy, and the offense can kick it up a notch from last year, I would give the Browns a decent shot of at least making the superbowl.

In b4 Browns Suck

Anderson and Edwards were dangerous in 07, It's gonna be scary when Stallworth is added to the Mix.

And don't forget about Winslow, he had a breakout season last year, and I think he'll be even better this time around.

I think we'll take the AFC North pretty easy, considering we tied with a Pittsburgh team last year that didn't really improve much this offseason.

After that...dunno. It would be nice to think that we could at least make the big boys nervous, like the Indians and Cavs did these past seasons.

It's gonna be tough for the Browns, the AFC is very stacked, I could see the Browns making it to the Superbowl if they were in the NFC, but AFC? doubtful.

So long as Big Baby doesn't eat his way off the field on you.

You may find it harder to score on anyone in the North if they're running right up the gut for 10 minute long drives.

Arizona Cardinals. FAGS,

Winning North is reasnable, The Ravens are going to be even worse this year then last, The Bengals are killing themselves with horrible morale, The Steelers will be tough but they havnt changed much in the offseason and the Browns have just been picking up better players

Hopefully that's not the case; I think part of his problem in Detroit was, well, he was in Detroit.

Now that he's on a team with a chance to go places, as well as making the switch from a DT in a 4-3 to the nose tackle in a 3-4 (meaning he'll probably be drawing two blockers each down), he's got a chance to really make a huge impact.

the Cleveland Browns will end up 4-12. It just needs to be said this early. CLEVELAND!? BOHICA, BUDDY.

He had a chance to make a huge impact last year when Detroit started off 6-2, better than the Browns. And in every year previous.

Instead Fatso McInjuryReport took plays, series, or entire games off. Last year he took the 2nd half of the season off. Word was he's recently been upset because Marianelli gave the coveted undertackle spot to Cory Redding and moved Rogers to nose.

Rogers couldn't take playing the nose in a one-gap 4-3 for more than 8 games. Browns fans should be aware it is something of a gamble to count on him to play the nose in a two-gap 3-4 for more than 16 (since you're assuming playoffs).

It's a decent gamble, given that nose-type players of Rogers' ability don't grow on trees, but it's still a huge fucking gamble. You start slow, guaranteed he's pack it in. You start fast, well, wait and see.

THE CHICAGO BEARS. duh.

Better watch out for the Rextacy, I'm counting on at least 15 interceptions this year. At least.

Seattlefag here, Seahawks.

I gotta go with the Patriots or the Colts. I think the closest the NFC is going to get is from the... I can't believe I'm saying this... Cowboys. My beloved Packers might make it, depending on how well Rodgers does.

Good luck as scoring offensive points.

Rogers will be lucky to throw 20 touchdowns...

I fuckin hate the Cowboys but no one in the NFC is going to match them.

What I've seen out of him (the Cowboys game), he's pretty talented. He can throw accurately, and he can rush a little too. He had three sacks that game, and I don't know if I should blame the line or a lack of intuition.
