>>14383 The one constant about Johnny Estrada is- He gets fatter and lazier. The only reason he was behind the plate is because he was an embarrassment anywhere else so i'm glad we got rid of him. I really like the front end of our rotation, obviously Sheets, then the fantasticc Yovani Gallardo, then probably Suppan or Manny Parra, who is really coming on strong. They said we may send Villanueva to Nashville for the first few games, which I think is crazy. He should be our three slotter. If we had Sheets-Gallardo-Villanueva-Parra-Suppan, that would be a solid rotation, as long as Suppan keeps his shit up. Bush may be better as a bullpen hand, and I just flat-out hate Claudio Vargas. I live in Sacramento, and could only go to one Brewers game (vs. the Giants), and Claudio gave up seven fucking runs in the first inning. Hell, he didn't even get an out. We should seriously cut him. Turnbow, as long as he is consistent should be our setupman, but I can understand your frustration, and we may want to move Shouse, or Torres, or even Riske to that spot.
Also, i'm not too worried about Gagne. I think the spotlight in Boston killed him along with all the media attention. He won't get any national attention in Milwaukee, so I think he should flourish.
