No I'm not the same guy fucking moron. Soccer is too much tied to usa, hence fail when it comes to footbal. I'd rather call it calcio like italians do than fucking soccer, at least they know what they are talking about unlike americans when it comes to football.

I never got why eurofags get so uppity about what it's called.

I'm an American and I like football but jeez, it's the same game no matter what word you use for it.

You called him a moron, yet you won't use a word because the USA use it?

You're a fuck head. It's the same word. The fucking brits who invented the sport call it soccer.

Fake. I lived 2 years in london, no one calls it soccer. and I mean no one, not a single soul. Nowhere to be found in the medias, tv, or in the pubs. Fucking nowhere.

Try talking to some of the lads during the game. Depending on how pissed we are we call it either.

I've got a heap of books written by supporters as well, that alternate between the words.

What you are saying is that soccer is an english word, which is true obviously. What I am saying is that mostly no one except americans uses it extensively.

Lived in London all my life, play the game regularly. Anyone calling it "soccer" would get called a "septic" and laughed out the room.

I mean I'm surprised, you pretend to be british, ok fine. But you are being picky about the term "soccer" but in the same time doesn't it bothers you that the usa has raped the rugby, your national sport, and called it american football? Enlighten me here.

It sounds like you care more about America than your own country =|

Anyone using the word soccer in a casual manner would not go down well.

It's occasionally used in an 'official' manner by coaches and presenters but this is rare.

I watched a Sky sports stream for last saturdays matches, and they had a show called Soccer Saturday or Saturday Soccer :<

If I were to ask my mates if they wanted a game of "soccer", I would get laughed at for a good 15 minutes.

No I didn't realise anyone played futsal in England, thought it was a Brazilian thing. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R5E34XzxrAM)

I cannot stand to watch futsal, we have a team here in Baltimore. The Blasts I think they are called. Everytime I see them bounce the ball back off a wall, I rage.
