AP #2 Coaches #3, best rush defense in the nation. Giving QB's concussions. Look out for the Wolverines. Last time they went 6-6 they ended up #2 in the nation the next season. They go 7-5 and they're in championship form. I'll see you guys at the Iowa game, im in section 15 everygame.

Who has Michigan played? I mean, seriously. Notre Dame sucks, Wisconsin is terrible away from home, and the Big Ten blows this year. Ohio State has beaten No 2. on the road and not allowed more than 17 points all year. This is coming from a Penn State fan. OSU is the best team in the country hands down. scUM had trouble with Vandy.

ND Sucks, yet they beat your sorry team by 20+, right.

>>20294
that's right, because PSU is the amazing team of the year, fucker

either way, UM giving people concussions because they like to cause after the play penalties, like fucking faggots. its okay cause they'll lose to Ohio State. Oh and penn state went 4 - 7 in 2004 and then went 11-1 and ended up third in the nation (which michigan won't do when they lose to ohio state)

PSU is terrible this year. You can't lose your entire secondary, two starting defensive linemen, your starting QB and your whole O-line and expect to win.

The fact that this game was this close is why Michigan is #3 in the BCS. Then again, USC is shit too.

Morelli is the rebirth of Zach Mills.

That's OK, Lloyd still has time to fuck it up.

Ohio State is better, but I think Michigan is the rightful #2. That game is going to be nuts.

Non-SEC teams make me laugh.

but really your crying inside because you know that the BCS hates SEC teams. Last SEC team to win the BCS...LSU and by luck they got into that game. NO ONE expected Oklahoma to implode at the end of the season.
>> Anonymous
Kinda weird here but the only reason SEX teams don't make it in is because they're too good..so really if the SEC sucked more..they could win more championships instead of beat up on eachother..if that makes sense

"they're too good"

Haha, oh wow. You SEC fans are so full of yourselves. Let's see how SEC teams have performed in non-conference.

ALABAMA

v Hawaii W 25-17 / Mediocre win. Hawaii is a bad team on the road.
v LA Monroe W 41-7 / Not impressive, but not bad. LA Monroe is a bad SBC team, though.
v Duke 30-14 / One of the lowest margins of victory against Duke for any team. Hell, even Richmond shut them out.
v FIU Oct 28 / If they don't beat them by more than 30, it will look bad

ARKANSAS

v USC L 14-50 / Creamed by a slightly better than mediocre USC team. Ouch.
v Utah State W 20-0 / BYU and Utah beat them 38-0 and 48-0, respectively.
v SE Missouri State W 63-7 / They're not even a good team at the I-AA level, so this win means nothing.
v UL Monroe Oct 28

AUBURN

v Washington St. W 40-14 / A pretty good performance, but the Cougars just fell apart in this one.
v Buffalo W 38-7 / a 1-5 team, but still not a bad job by Auburn. Nothing great about it, though.
v Tulane Oct 21
v Arkansas State Nov 4

LSU

v UL Lafayette W 45-3 / A decent performance against an OK Sun Belt team.
v Arizona W 45-3 / Whether Arizona is even better than UL Lafayette is debatable, but another satisfactory game.
v Tulane W 49-7 / To say Tulane is bad is an understatement, but a decent game for LSU nonetheless.
v Fresno State Oct 21

OLE MISS

v Memphis W 28-25 / This win looked a lot more impressive early on, but Memphis has looked pretty bad all year. Not good
v Missouri L 7-34 / Oh lawd, is dat sum thrashing? Missouri is ranked, but they still got whipped pretty bad.
v Wake Forest L 3-27 / The jury on Wake Forest is still out, but that was a pretty bad game.
v Northwestern State Nov 4

MISSISSIPPI STATE (lol)

v Tulane L 29-32 / Losing to a bad C-USA team is pretty pathetic.
v UAB W 16-10 / Needed overtime to beat another, though slightly better, C-USA team.
v West Virginia L 14-42 / Not horrible, but losing by 4 TDs is still pretty bad.
v Jacksonville State W 35-3 / I-AA, so not much can be said. I guess they didn't lose, though.

FLORIDA

v Southern Miss W 34-7 / Pretty impressive, as Southern Miss has proved to be a decent C-USA team.
v UCF W 42-0 / Not a good C-USA team this year, but they still crushed them, so good.
v Western Carolina Nov 18
v Flordia State Nov 25

GEORGIA

v Western Kentucky W 48-12 Didn't exactly take them out to the woodshed, but a decent win against one of the better I-AA teams, if that means anything.
v UAB W 34-0 / UAB has looked pretty good, so a good win for Georgia
v Colorado W 14-13 / Escaped with a come from behind win against a bad Colorado team.
v Georgia Tech Nov 25

KENTUCKY

v Louisville L 28-59 / If Louisville is really as good as their ranking indicates, it isn't that bad of a loss.
v Texas State W 41-7 / I-AA, no comment.
v Central Michigan W 45-36 / A close win against a bad team.
v LA Monroe Nov 18 / I'm picking the Warhawks in this one.

SOUTH CAROLINA

v Wofford W 27-20 / Wow, almost losing to Wofford. I guess the bright side is that they didn't actually lose. They would have asked for his head.
v Florida Atlantic W 45-6 / Is this their third year in I-AA? FAU's only wins came against LA Lafayette and Southern Utah, but still a 39 point win I guess.
v Mid Tenn State Nov 18
v Clemson Nov 25 / Lol, good luck.

TENNESSEE

v California W 35-18 / A great win. Not going to say anything bad about this one.
v Air Force W 31-30 / Not a great win. Barely got by Air Force at home.
v Marshall W 33-7 / Marshall has been great in the past, but not anymore. Marshall is a bad team, and this win doesn't do much for the Vols.
v Memphis W 41-7 / See Marshall

VANDERBILT

v Michigan L 7-27 / Game was closer than score indicates, but Michigan seemed a lot more impressive then.
v Tennessee State W 38-9 / I-AA, no comment.
v Temple W 43-14 / Only a I-A team in the technical sense. Most ranked I-AA teams are probably better than Temple.
v Duke Oct 28 / "Doormat Bowl"

This is your supposedly superior conference? Give me a fucking break.

The duke-bama game was 16-14 until the last 7 minutes. Duke threw a late pick for a TD that helped pad the margin.

ok now look at the CONFERENCE schedule, it's still a tough conference regardless of it's easy non-conference schedule.

I was showing their performance against non-conference opponents to show their quality this year. Conference games prove very little about the overall strength of a conference.

OP back here

>>20285
Michigan has beaten the #2 team in the nation, whether they suck or not. Beat Penn St. with what was at the time, the leading receiver in the Big 10. Remember how many rushing yards you guys had? They shut down PJ Hill from Wisconsin, handled a Vandy team that seems to be better than expected considering they upset Georgia. Penn St. fans can start talking shit when they actually beat Michigan. The 1997 Michigan team had just as dominating a rush defense, and hardly blew anyone out at all, as did the 2002 OSU team. Haven't you learned anything?

I am all about Big 10, and I agree that the SEC is the best conference this year, which is why I want Michigan to play an SEC team off conference in the future, or in a bowl game. The last team UM beat in a bowl game was Florida.
