Take it to the next level
Howdy Americans, have you seen the new awesome nike ad? Maybe they actually air it in the usa?

If you havent seen it, here's a link:
http://www.nike.com/nikeos/p/nikefootball/en_GB/index.html

For you not familiar with with this sport, all the players in the ad are the real deal, so are the teams etc.

And a question, does Nike have a equivalent ad for the usa, if they dont use this theree

ausfag

this ad is fucking great. a friend linked me to youtube., i saw a comment however that said 'if he plays for the dutch national team, why does he play for an england pub team?'

Sage for viral marketing.

I hate soccer, but that was probably the most badass commercial I've ever seen. My favorite commercial doesn't even touch it, link related.

dang, I was scrolling quickly through the board and I thought that pic was some soccer dude jerking off a cock.
>> Anonymous
No, because in America it takes more than one fucking lucky play to make it to the big time.
>> Anonymous
That commercial is fucking awesome, it's a shame it probably won't show in the US, as commercials rarely exceed one minute.
>> Anonymous
>>96027
I'd watch a commercial that awesome even if it was 2+ minutes
>> Take it to the next level
>>95979
dont think he plays for the national team in the beginning of the commercial.
>> Anonymous
>>96030
I think the question was what the fuck is some dutch guy doing playing for a pub team in England.

Oh yea... I've seen that commercial (cant remember if it was online or on tv, )... that's a great one too
>> Anonymous
>>96027

im pretty sure i've seen several different shorter versions,
>> Anonymous
If soccer was this entertaining I might watch it.
>> Anonymous
>>96031
There are many young players who move to england to play (If that even is a english non-league team, I don't recognize the club at least... It might be meant to be a dutch club)
>> Anonymous
>>96027
I think they might show it abridged during espn's CL final and maybe on their thursday night match.

>>96032
noticed that lol
>> Anonymous
So who is that suppose to be?
>> Anonymous
>>96051
DUHHH HURRR

Isn't it obvious that it's supposed to be ROBIN VAN PERSIE? He's the only Dutch guy that plays for Arsenal.
>> Anonymous
>>96051
The only player who is fictional is the person you're pov of.. Though If youd like to guess it could be Nacer Barazite, the only young dutch in Arsenal... though he plays with no. 43 not 45. And the first club isnt NEC (his former club)
>> Anonymous
Epic advert is epic. Seriously need some player camera's in the game! Like mini camera shit on the players shirts :D
>> Anonymous
American who has seen this ad on ESPN and favorited the video on youtube.

really really good shit.
>> Anonymous
The POV isn't suppose to be anyone
>> Anonymous
>>96053
It's not van Persie... One proof is that van Persie made his debut for Arsenal in 05, about one year before Gallas joined the club... And it looks like he joined the club this year (look at the shirts), not 3 years ago

>>96062
youtube link plz

Why isn't Gallas crying and stropping about?

Amerifag here. Its played on FSC several time over here. Awesome Commercial though...though C.Ronaldo not going down the moment someone made the slightest contact with him is abit far fetched
>> Anonymous
Watching Rooney and Ronaldo do some Shaolin Soccer is the best part of the ad. This ad is brilliant.
>> Anonymous
US Fag here,
I've been seeing it A LOT on Fox Soccer Channel and Setanta, I only ever watch ESPN when the Champions League is on, so I don't know bout there.
>> Anonymous
>>96110
That's how Ronaldo plays though, lol. Rooney... I don't get why other Utd. fags like him so much...
>> Anonymous
>>96116
I like him because of his fiery nature & intensity, he's a bulldog and when he loses the ball instead of pouting like Ronaldo he just goes into berserker mode and uses the turbo button until he gets the ball back... or cracks some ankles. However, he's nowhere near as skilled as Ronaldo obviously, nowhere near the finisher, surely even his biggest supporters will admit as much.

and yes the commercial airs in the states, sometimes even during other sporting events beside soccer but especially during those matches.

ROO ROO ROO ROO ROO ROO ROO

Maybe because he's actually straight?

While they are good players, I'm too much of a homophobe to respect the likes of Ronaldo and Fabregas

Pretty awesome, and no, we do not have an ad of that equivalent in the states. Some football ones come close. Like one where Shawne Merriman (poor choice) destroys people for 100 yards and Stephen Jackson runs the ball back for another 100. Pretty cool.

>>96051
Robin Van Persie coz he plays for Arsenal and Holland but I think it's trying to tell you that it's you, if you work hard enough. Moralfag typoshit.

also, for old-school great usa commercials, try this old miller lite commercial.

admittedly, not nearly as funny if you don't recognize the personalities.
