0-2!

In the preseason.

However, I will say that their defense has looked absolutely abysmal. They continue to get old on defense, release younger defensive players, and sign older ones. I don't understand it. My friends are like "Lol follow BB, he knows what he's doing lololol" and, honestly, I don't think he has a fucking clue. Good thing I'm more of a Redskins fan.

I predict superbowl losers jinx on the Pats, thus they should fall 9-7 or 8-8 and not make playoffs or lose the first round.

I hate the Pats but let's be fair, Brady hasn't played in either game.

Patsfag here. I agree the defense has been playing terribly, but it's still the preseason and I'll assess them once the games matter. The coaches are obviously throwing out a vanilla 3-4 cover two scheme so they don't give anything away.

On your second comment about the age, what are you talking about? So, they sign John Lynch and now they're back to being the oldest team in the NFL? Lynch isn't even going to be a 2nd stringer, he's sitting behind Rodney Harrison (who I'll admit is getting up there and isn't nearly as fast as he used to be), James Sanders (was great spelling Rodney last year), and Brandon Meriweather (former 1st round pick out of Miami). Assuming Mayo starts this year the average age of the Patriots defensive starters is 28, not significantly higher than the NFL average.

Even though it is Pre Season, this just shows us that the Pats cannot function without Prince Valiant (Brady)

Another 18-1 would cause off of 4chan to become one giant /sp/.
So yes, I pray to god 18-1 happens again, this time with Rax Grissman as the Super Bowl MVP.
