See, here's the thing that bothers me about the Kobe rape case.

Does Kobe REALLY have to resort to raping a girl? I mean, there's no doubt in my mind Kobe could walk into any room and the large majority of the women in that room would be willing to sleep with him. Hell, a handful of dudes as well.

Do people still believe that Kobe raped her?
Or is it one of the many trolls just repeating it over and over again?
>> Anonymous
>>88531
I belive that Kobe only has a high school education, and fucks a lot of bitches who aren't his wife.

Troll or truth? You tell me.

Not exactly the same fgt.

Sorry, let me clarify:

He's an arrogant prick who thinks he's God's gift to basketball, so it was only a matter of time before some bitch told him no and he was sure she was lying.

In fact, Phil Jackson said the same thing in his book: When he heard about the rape charges, "I wasn't surprised."
>> Anonymous
>>88531

You actually believe he DIDN'T rape her?

Or am I being trolled?
>> Anonymous
I think it was consensual, but he was still stupid for fucking that not really good looking slut and risking to loose his smoking hot wife.
>> Anonymous
>>88578
i believe that if he raped her, her defense wouldnt have had to lie. remember it was a mistrial, because they werent sharing evidence. plus, what>>88433said.

you actually believe he DID rape her? me thinks you be trolling.

groupie bitches trying to extort cash from ball players/celebs is nothing new. the nba conducts seminars w/ rookies to prep for this exact situation, including the lesson in making sure you flush the condom so the girl can't scoop it from the trash, scrape off some man juice, and impregnate herself.

we can all make the jokes, but i don't believe for a second kobe raped that chick. funny how she dropped charges once she got her $$$$$$$, isn't it?
>> Anonymous
>>88617
You have never been around a bunch of jocks, have you?

If you had, you would have no trouble at all believing they are capable of rape.

In fact, when I was a jock who hung out with jocks, I was probably capable of it myself.
>> Anonymous
>>88620
i didn't say they weren't capable, do you think groupies are not capable of extortion?

i'm saying there is no evidence in the kobe case that points to rape other than this (mentally unstable as it turned out) chick's word. and that word suddenly vanished as soon as a check got cut.

The woman voluntarily followed Kobe to the hotel room. No date rape drugs were involved. She wanted Kobe's dick.

I think what happened was that Kobe decided to butt-fuck her, which made her sad.
>> Anonymous
>>88623
eyewitness account, fuckhead?
>> Anonymous
>>88623

Think about how arrogant Kobe is..

The idea of a girl rejecting his sexual advances would destroy his ego..
>> Anonymous
>>88633
eyewitness account from whom, fuckhead? there was a 3rd party in the hotel room?

>>88637
i didn't realize arrogance = rapist. since you want to play the personality trait game, think about how intelligent kobe is. kobe is not some ignorant hoodrat that had game. he scored a 1080 on his sat, speaks multiple languages, had a solid upper/middle class upbringing and education, and you think he'd be dumb enough to risk his fame/fortune on raping some chick when he could get just about any woman anytime?

just because you guys hate kobe doesn't mean he is a rapist. and before you even say it- i'm not a laker fan or kobe slurper.
>> Anonymous
and one last question since i've been suckered into this trollfest;

why did the chick settle out of court and drop all charges? if she was raped, she could have had kobe convicted and taken him for all his millions. probably could have got a nice book deal or tv movie too. but she shut up real quick as soon as some cash was offered instead of going to trial. explain that to me.
>> Anonymous
>>88645

yes, because celebrities never get away with the crimes they committed.

why would kobe offer up cash to shut the bitch up if he was innocent?
>> Anonymous
>>88664
yes, because groupie chicks never try and milk a star for their money. see how that cuts both ways?

really, you don't understand why he paid her? cutting her a small check to shut her up costs a lot less than being the lead on every news station every day the trial goes on and losing all his endorsements. it wouldn't even matter if he got acquitted as people like you would still think he was guilty.

funny how i can answer any question put out here but nobody seems to be able one simple little question about the so-called "victim." if she was raped, why did she drop charges? why didn't her legal team go to trial and go for the big score?
>> Anonymous
>>88680
maybe because she can't afford a multi-million dollar lawyer like he can?
>> Anonymous
>>88605
is this the guy kobe raped?

>>88560I belive that Kobe only has a high school education, and fucks a lot of bitches who aren't his wife.

Actually, Kobe goes to UCLA in the off season(mostly summer season classes), and got his BA a couple of years ago. People can still go to college while working.

jesus christ you people are stupid. you do realize that lawyers would line up around the block to work this case for free if they knew it meant getting a successful verdict and the following millions in a civil suit, right?
>> Anonymous
>>88745

yeah. work for free. Against a 50million + defense attorney. and risk ruining your career if the high priced lawyer beats you out.

thanks for proving you know nothing. Has everyone forgotten about the OJ simpson case? jesus

criminal charges are handled by the state. She doesn't have to pay anything. Actually the DA in boulder got some flak for spending so much money on the case and getting nothing at all out of it, not even restitution from a fine.

She dropped it because it was a bullshit charge she would have lose in criminal court but can argue in civil court since kobe has no choice but to testify, you can't plead the 5th or not take the stand on a civil case.
>> Anonymous
>>88747
"risk ruining your career". riiight, just like it ruined chris darden's career since you want to bring up o.j. started as nobody state prosecutor, then "After the Simpson trial, Darden left the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office in 1995 and joined the faculty at California State University, Los Angeles, where he taught undergraduate criminal law. That same year, he was appointed Associate Professor of Law at Southwestern University School of Law. Darden taught and specialized in criminal procedure and trial advocacy. He left the law school in 1999 and started his own firm, Darden & Associates, Inc., specializing in criminal defense and civil litigation. In December 2007, he was considered for elevation to a judgeship by the Governor."

yep, his career went right down the shitter. just stop already.

-5/10. Knowing the history case helps if you're going to attempt to troll with it Lol

Don't forget Marsha clark selling a million copies of her book where she pretty much just smeared shit on all of the people who so much as touched the case.

knowing something more than 'duuurrr she said he did it and he's arrogant so it's true' would help your case too.

i award the lot of you a 11/10 because i have been trolled into having a pointless argument that was settled years ago.

maybe we should REALLY be talking about why Kobe did or didn't deserve the MVP trophy.

Although I am excited that it didn't go to Lebron (who didn't deserve it), there are a few others who pulled their teams out of the crapper during the regular season (C.P. and McGrady come to mind).
