Speaking as a gooner, Man Utd 4 Arsenal 0. Bendtner is shit.

Chelsea vs Liverpool is a bigger game.

why? Arsenal and Man Utd is a game between two legitimate title contenders usually... Chelsea v Liverpool is just a title contender vs Liverpool.

truth. liverpool will never win the premier league.

keano could still be playing if he wanted to. he was an amazing midfielder, and he has everything it takes to be an amazing manager. he needs to be at a club other than sunderland, where their perpetual chaos makes it difficult for the manager to even do his job properly.

something tells me that he will be the manager at celtic someday. the club he supported growing up as a child in cork, an area in ireland that heavily supports celtic....as opposed to much of ireland that prefers man united. and after becoming a legend at manchester united, he choose to end his playing career with his boyhood heroes, celtic.

whenever strachan ends his supremely successful with celtic, im sure keane will be next in line for the seat

They are my favourites to take over after Fergie... And I think neither will move clubs until Fergie leaves.

fuck you all. liverpool WILL win the EPL and christiano "little bitch" ronaldo WILL suck rooney's cock.

My guess at the line ups:

Arsenal:
Almunia,
Sagna-Gallas-Silvestre-Toure
Nasri-Diaby-Fabregas-Ramsey-Denilson
Bendtner

Fabia?ski, Vela, Song, Wilshere, Gibbs, Djourou, Clichy

United:
Van der Sar
Neville-Ferdinand-Vidic-Evra,
Ronaldo-Carrick-Anderson-Nani
Berbatov-Rooney

Kuszczak, Rafael, O'Shea, Giggs, Park, Fletcher, Tevez

My guess at a result: Arsenal 1-2 United

I think maybe Vela and Bendtner will be upfront, so the beeb has led me to believe. But the one to watch out for is Ramsey, if he starts, cos the boy can play, as you'd know if you saw his performance against the Eng u21's. Shame we didn't land him, would of been a good spiritual successor to Giggsy.

Also Sagna is a doubt as well as the 50/50 Gallas

As for scoreline, I hope for an open game. I'll say 3-1 to United.

>>456712

I miss that kind of spat as well as well :(

There is nothing like that anymore, no burning hatreds between players .. shame

Kid is talented, but he's not made.

Wenger won't use 442 in a big game. He's been going with 451 ever since they made it to the finals of the champions league.
>> Anonymous
keano forever, the tunnel incident supreme. i have that old united away kit too, much better than the royal blue faggotry they wear this season...
>> Anonymous
This one is a tough call fantasy wise... Arsenal is banged up too. What about Liverpool hosting west brom, I've got enough salary left for either Gerrard or Torres, the latter coming back from injury. Who will probably feature the longest and have the most opportunity for SOT's?? I know Gerrard takes penalties, who takes free kicks for the scousers?
>> ArsenalFC !3aV0WyLT9Y
obvious gunnerfag here, im unfortunately predicting a 2-0 or 2-1 loss to ManU.

bendtner is a poor finisher, and vela just needs more experience. if anyone scores any goals it will probably be fabregas or some header off a corner.

and dear god if almunia starts i hope he's shaped the fuck up. he was good for a week or two then he just fucking started tanking games.
>> Anonymous
Bump for near kickoff.

Man U have to win because Arsenal have no fucking strikers. LOL BENDTNER
>> Anonymous
>>456884

Of course he will be an amazing manager. He is Irish and stares at people like he hates them.

Fag.
>> Anonymous
>>457239
Gerrard takes corners, free-kicks, penalties, and pretty much anything else he wants to. He also shoots when he doesn't need to. He is probably the single most solid fantasy player in the PL.

But if we are talking about reality, I fancy Arsenal today. This is their first time out against any other of the big 4 this season so they will be up for it and less complacent than they usually are, and United haven't exactly covered themselves in glory so far against the other title contenders.

Sagna, Gallas, Silvestre, Clichy,
Walcott, Fabregas, Denilson, Nasri, Diaby,

Van der Sar,
Neville, Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra,
Ronaldo, Anderson, Carrick, Park,
Rooney, Berbatov.

It's on. United fan, not feeling full confident Arsenal have theirs backs to the wall, this could work for them..

Go on United..

>> Anonymous
Excellent half, but anyone else get the feeling that Howard Webb was affected by claims he favoured Arsenal to the extent that he just doesn't want to give them anything? Rooney should have been booked for running 40 yards to foul Walcott, Ronaldo is hitting the deck whenever he gets tackled again, and that break by Diaby was also a free-kick which was strangely not given.
>> Anonymous
What a shit goal
>> Anonymous
>>457581
Well he didn't give that handball so...
>> Anonymous
Are Arsenal's defence good enough to keep a clean sheet here?
>> Anonymous
>>457583
True, but it wasn't deliberate. He tried to pull his hand away, and certainly didn't get any kind of advantage from it.
>> Anonymous
>>457584
No. The real question is can United be bothered enough to get the goals? And with Fergie giving them a grilling in the dressing room, they should be, or else they'll be getting boots kicked at their heads.
>> Anonymous
If Manchester scored a goal like that, they'd talk about English grit and traditional drive and shit. But if Arsenal scores like that, its just an ugly, un-Arsenallike goal. What the fuck? Fucking bullshit.

Well, what a great game. If Arsenal players had any sort of intelligence, they would have scored 5. Bendtner has to be the most wasteful and useless striker playing today. United never actually looked threatening, despite tons of posession. The referee was AWFUL.

I'm pretty certain that the title will be between Chelsea and Liverpool come the end of the season.
>> Anonymous
Wow, Arsenal nearly choked on dick again.

These teams will duke it out for 3rd place methinks.

Hate to use this word anywhere on 4chan but that was pretty epic.

United's defense is shocking compared to last year. What the fuck happened since May? We didn't deserve to win today, Arsenal played with a fire under their ass for about 65 minutes, we played for the other 25. Neville is past it and shouldn't be in these big games, Rafael showed that by playing great as a sub and scoring a beauty.
>> Anonymous
We've become big game chokers since May. We need a Carlos figure, someone who isn't from the school of Fergie to be our number two. Second half we were poor, Arsenal took advantage of that. Bravo. Usually I'd be butthurt but we didn't deserve a draw after the second 45.
>> Anonymous
"Epic?" No defense? LOL, it's early November, Arsenal just won a home match 2-1 and all of a sudden it's the most important and telling match EVAR! xD

>Rafael > Neville.

absofriginlutely

Neville can't pass or cross for shit anymore, mind you the rest of the team seemed to have lost that ability in this game, and that of FUCKING FINISHING! ROONEY I'M LOOKING AT YOU BITCH. Anderson had a few good through balls, but largely wasted lot's of good opportunities, as did Carrick .. and was Berbatov even playing. Also Webb why did you book Carrick for going for the ball, you daft cunt. Regardless, fucking awesome game of football, hey Chelsea Liverpool this is how you play football

tl;dr BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
>> Anonymous
>>457652
Dangerous player. Anderson was our best midfield player today, especially in the first half where at times he had Cesc in his back pocket, but then he just faded... And it seems everyone just wants him to break his duck, rather than just getting the goal.

I thought Rooney/Tevez would've been a better start today as both get into players, Berba is likely to just disappear or never turn up in games like these.. like he did today...

Neville... Uhh, before Nasri scored he was completely skinning Neville.. Narsi made Neville look like the mighty Titus Bramble.

>>457656

scouser (red) here...I still laugh at that also...although I was bawwwwwwing when it happened last year
>> e l i t e !!hN3cVk7VMv6
>>457656
Anderson is dynamic and will become a top midfielder in time. I don't honestly care about his goals aslong as others are banging them in. Berbatov dissapeared? I wouldn't have said that tbh, under par performance but not that bad. That kind of shit happens when you're stuck in the middle between 4 africans who will knock lumps out of you, knock you even harder when you have a walkabout player like Rooney.

Rooney has lost it after that little spree. Lot of United players need to sort out mental aspects of their game. Ronaldo, Rooney and Rio all need to sort it out. Ronaldo wasn't half bad today though, one of his best performances this season IMO, nothing special but still showing improvement from his poor start.
>> e l i t e !!hN3cVk7VMv6
>>457661
>break his duck

He hasn't scored yet. For a United midfielder thats just....weird, to some people.
>> Anonymous
>Anderson was our best midfield player today

Not much competition for that accolade today. But yeah he was pretty dominant in the first half, and i've long since been bothered about him scoring, he has much more input than goals, whereas in his time played in S.America this was apparently his forte, oddly :/
>> e l i t e !!hN3cVk7VMv6
>>457667
He played an entirely different role in Brazil, and even Porto. He was an attacking midfielder and even a winger. However he is versatile and is a real athelete with that pace, strength and stamina. Good to know that when given space your Defensive Mid can either pick a 70 yarder or make a run and skin a couple.
>> Anonymous
>>457668

Well, wouldn't you rather have another attacking midfielder, I know I would, what with our midfield already containing Carrick, Fletcher and Hargreaves, all defensive based players, plus now that Giggs and the Ginger Ninja are getting on a bit, and don't get forward as much, i'd rather have him taking on players in dangerous positions and delivering effective passes where it matters.

meh, Anderson is quality, i'm just not sure if Alex is using him properly
