I don't know of any problems in using much smaller trucks, but I've always aimed to have the board width and truck width within half an inch of each other. Why would you want a big shitty board anyways?

Anyway, back to the topic at hand.

Shouldn't be too much of a problem, if you skate with loose trucks you'll probably experience a little more wheelbite. That size of deck is just too big for me personally.
