Ok, question, who has never been to college, yet still roots for college teams? If so, why? It's kind of creepy rooting for a bunch of teens/twenty somethings you have no relation to.
Arkansas, Georgia, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, Louisiana, and most of Florida.
>>318113by this logic, you're also saying it's creepy that we root for our favorite NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, teams (same applies to eurofags and their favorite teams) even though we have no relation to them. you're a fuckin tool
>you have no relation tothis should be "with whom you have no relation"looks like OP is one of those who didn't go to college >:3half-assed trolling aside. are there such people? Thinking back, I did cheer for the local state college. I mean, I'm a raider fan even though I don't live in oakland, also known as niggerville, USA.
I think its really cool to have a fan base that doesn't only consist of students and alumni. It makes the team feel like a part of the community.Although i feel that the fans should know about the school as well. I hate fans who root for the teams, but don't support the college in any way. I also dislike teens who claim to be HUEG FANS, yet they don't the rules of the game they're watching, or anything about the campus.
Strangely I've been thinking about this a lot lately.I don't really know what to do. I want to watch college football, since it's the only entertaining thing on television, but I only go to a local college. I don't know who to root for.Still, there are a ton of people who do it, OP. It's probably safe to say that 90% of the fans of college football didn't go to their team of choice's school.
