ITT: Ask a cricketer anything.I've always been a huge cricket fan & it seems that when i encounter people who are all "lol i h8 cricket" it's generally because they don't understand the game.I SHALL REMEDY THIS, ASK AWAY!
>>415022>>415026Pretty J-Date in this thread...
Cricket is not that hard to understand. It was explained well in the US when it was shown on Fox Sports World before they killed that channel off and made it all soccer. The problem with cricket is that it just doesn't suit today's typical American who has an attention span of about 45 seconds and it has more foreign sounding names that 99% of all NHL players. That being said, my question is...do you like gladiator movies?
do you want to meet up some place
>>415033...and we have a similar sport with baseball.P.S. Ever done time in a Turkish prison?
Where are you from, OP?Americans would like 20/20 cricket. :)
>>415046I'm a Britfag. I really don't enjoy 20/20, it's just a TV spectacle. 40 and 50 over cricket is fantastic, if you want to try cricket but not watch a 5 day test match watch dome of that.
Why do you put your cock and balls in a box?
>>415059They should get shattered by the cricket ball if they weren't in there. :(>>415056I agree that One Day Cricket is the best, but I was just trying to appeal to the "all americans have the attention span of a flea" comment.
