Its not run on every team, or against every team because of personal matchups
To Run a single wing effectivly you need to have a Running Back who is good on both the outside and up the middle, able to throw a pass, and able to make the desision. You also need a WR or RB lineing up on the outside with these same qualities. And on the other side of the ball, you need to catch the other team without a planned defense and with slow inside linebackers who have an issue stopping a quick run.
So in reality, the Dolphins will not pull this off again. People will have spend time in practice to know what to shift when Ronnie lines up undercenter. From the outside, I think the Pats come off better in this one then the Dolphins do. The Pats learned they need to adjust quicker, and with an extra week on practice, they will come out better. However, the Dolphins used it so effectivly, that everyone will be ready for it. And when they weren't running it, the offense seemed average at best.
