So There is Four Big QB battles going on.
Flacco Vs. Boller Vs. Smith. Ravens.
Gris- Grossman Vs. Orton. Bears.
McCown Vs. Henne Vs, Beck. Dolphins
And the fourth has been massively dwarfed by asshole Farve
Rodgers or Brohm.

Name the winners.

Smith
Orton
McCown
Rodgers (Not even a battle)

Brohm v Rodgers isn't a battle. They told Rodgers he would be starting on opening day and he will be. He's been groomed for this position, Brohm is a fucking rook.

Brohm is Farve in a diffrent body. In every way. Im a USF fan and would watch him tear us apart with one hell of a laser arm and mobile feet. Then on sunday i would watch Farve do the same things.

Brohm will be starting by week 8 after Rodgers falls on his ass.

Grossman and Orton both suck, it'll just switch back and forth between the two. I give Grossman 2 and a half games before Orton is in and gets the starting job, and Orton almost 3 before Grossman is back.

Rodgers is useless, he'll be injured and out before October. If the Packers don't pick Favre back up it'll be Brohm for sure.

Trade Favre to Bears.

Bears win

YOU don't remember Rodgers getting injured in 50% of the NFL games he's played in?

You forgot Falcons:

Matt Ryan vs Harrington vs Chris Redmond

But most of you, the NFL, and ESPN doesn't give a fuck.

4 out of 8 games, and keep in mind that he's the backup so none of those have been complete.

I really really doubt that he'll make it 3 complete games.

Favre vs. Jackson. Vikings

>>226594
soooo he got hurt in like 2 games

that isn't a track record, he just got unlucky in a couple games, he hasn't played enough to give him any label of any type yet

There wouldn't be quarterbaack battles if BRETT FAVRE played for every single team at the same time. He could do it too.

I'm a Lousville fan, and he has an average arm. He's smart and has great accuracy.

I see the bears traded for an upgrade?

Give me smarts and great accuracy over the ability to throw a wobbler 90 yards.

Give me one example of a QB with one of these cannon arms who's really had consistent success in the NFL. No, Brett Favre doesn't count.

Matt Cassel's going to get cut for Kevin O'Connell anyway.

>>227239

ones currently in the NFL?

Jeff Garcia
Peyton Manning
Tom Brady
Marc Bulger
etc etc

You act as if being smart and accurate is mutually exclusive to having a strong arm.

Also, other variables can set you up for failure as well. Drew Bledsoe had an awesome arm, but he was a complete statue in the pocket.

Even Atlanta doesn't care about the Falcons, besides its not a contest Redman has the starting job because of how they finished up last season. Starting Ryan with the Falcon's horrible offensive line? You know what happens when you do that, you get another Joey Harrington.

I was referring to the JaMarcus Russell/Kyle Boller/Daunte Culpepper types who are only known for their arm strength.

on name you said proves you wrong.
Culpepper. He did fucking amazing with the vikes, Cause he had a fuckwin running game to set up the long passes. and when you have Randy Moss, all you have to do is throw it as far as you can.
