So the Lakers look dominant all 1st quarter but are barely up. We might just get a ballgame.

And here you are, on /sp/ whining.

He didn't look he was in pain while bricking all those shots in overtime.

Kobe Bryant is a little girl. Shaq used to butt fuck him.

Deron Williams is amazing. Andrei Kirilenko is the love child of Sean Connery and a tarantula. Jazz lose.

FUCKING BOOZER! MAKE THE DAMN SHOT!

Man what the fuck?

It's like the refs are trying to protect the Lakers lead.

Random question from God,
I can't eat food, so can anyone tell me if Sonic Drive Thru is actually any good? I see the commercials all the time during NBA games, but I never can actually eat their food.
Also, usage of Blue Oyster Cult's "Godzilla" in commercial = Win.

Signed,
God

Lakerfag here, refs are just handing the game to LA. I'm not mad about it, but it's really obvious.

This has been the trend for every road team this round. They've been total dicks to the road teams.

I always stop at one every year on the way to the beach to take a piss... but never get anything from them.

Commercials make me want stuff, though.. maybe this year?

Also, Jazz = Scum.

Why doesn't willams get mentioned as one of the top 5 Pg's in the game?

Lol @ back to back pushes by Gasol and no call.

GG refs, GG.

>>100489
yeah I saw that too. Both of them were crucial to securing the fucking lead. Refs handed this game to the Lakers.

>>100483

Nash, Arenas, Billups, CP, Davis, and Kidd
>> Anonymous
>>100479
Slightly? Their fries and tots are shit, unless you have some chili and cheese to go with them. The burgers/hot dogs are so-so, and not a single Sonic I've ever been to has properly toasted the bread on the toasters or grilled cheese. It's always totally soft.

Sonic: 4/10

It's going to be hard to deny Deron as a premier PG. He is kind of under the radar this year because of Hornet's turnaround, but he along with Paul will be considered the top 2 PG for at least the next two years.

I agree that the officiating was in the Jazz's favor, and this is coming from a Laker fan, but whining about Gasol pushing people is laughable. Gasol is probably the one who got shoved the most in the series.
>> Anonymous

>>100517
Kenny, that was turrble
>> Anonymous
officiating has just been generally shoddy in this series...there were many possessions for the lakers that they got fouled on their missed shots. just bad both ways.

Jazz = dirtest team in basketball every year. Coincidence?
>> Anonymous
>>100593
that gif starts after the flop was half done...what are you trying to accomplish with that?
>>100618
no, its no coincidence that the lakers have shot more free throws in the series, because the jazz are, in fact, the roughest, dirtiest team in the NBA (besides maybe bruce bowen, if he were a team).
>> Anonymous
>>100593
i was at the game. gasol has his arm in okur's back, but the rebound is going over mehmet's head and he knows it. so he tries to sell a push foul, and the refs don't bite. a) game's at staples, very unlikely they're getting that call so late in the game. b) if the refs called every 'arm in the back, semi-push' boozer and millsap would be fouled out in the first 5 minutes of every game. it's not called that often, and the jazz are much stronger than the lakers, so they use it to their advantage.

it was a lucky bounce (that the ball came off far enough that gasol could grab it) - and okur's mistake of trying to flop meant an easy dunk for pau. the lakers didn't play great defense in this one, but their big-to-big passing was as crisp as can be, which is why they won.

also, when kobe bryant scores 26 points on 10 shots, you're probably in for a long night. whenever he's operating that efficiently, the lakers offense generally works extremely well.

>>100654
WOW.
someone who knows what theyre talking about, on /sp/. awesome.

cant get much better than "i saw it in person"

also, refs missed more fouls that utah comitted than that lakers comitted. you could see that with one eye from the parking lot.

Ex-LA guy here, and the Lakers are still my 2nd fav team.

Hows the Staples Center these days? I only went a few times before the Kobe Era (Nick Van Exel was the PG at the time) and I want to know if the experience has changed since then.
