What does anon think will be the best series? Try not to pick the series that your team is in.

I'd pick the Anaheim Dallas series in the West, and the Habs/Bruins in the east.

Also, sorry to all Flyers and Caps fans. I forgot to put your team there on this site.

Relaxed Broduer is relaxed.

i'm a bruins fan so im hoping the bruins/habs series is intense (and a bruins series win)

im liking anaheim dallas and maybe pitt ottawa.
>> Anonymous
Montreal is going to pwn Boston.
NY V NJ should be a nice matchup.
Colorado and Minnesota will be a really good one.
Everything else will probably be a slaughterfest.
>> Anonymous
Mini sota and Colorado should be fun-ny.

Boston and Montreal looks good out east.
>> Anonymous
>>56152

everything in the west besides detroit/nashville

San Jose/Calgary, Minnesota/Colorado, and Anaheim/Dallas should all be good series'
>> Anonymous
>>56157

I wouldn't count on it. I've got a hard time seeing any series except maybe the Philly/Washington and Pitt/Ott going less than six games.

Those should probably be four or five.

Would anyboby else lol at the irony if Pitt beats Ott this year (after the drumming last year)?

>>56159
Yeah cause the Preds are gonna MURDER Detriot.

Amirite guise?? Guise?

Unamused Draper is not amused.

But as a wings fan, I still could see this going to six or seven. I think the preds will do better than people think.
>> Anonymous
>>56161
i will lol more if the sens can knock off the pens.
>> Anonymous
>>56161

That'd wouldn't be ironic, seeing as Pitt is the #2 and Ott is the #7
>> Big Fat Iori
>>56162
Do I expect Nashville to beat Detroit? No. Would it surprise me if they did? No, especially after the 1994 Playoffs.

By the way: GO SAN JOSE! ALL ABOARD THE CHEECHOO TRAIN!

And the 2003 Playoffs...
And the 2004 Playoffs...
And the 2006 Playofss...

>>56167

Maybe "Irony" was the wrong word. It'd be poetic, though, seeing as they met in the first round last year. I think Ott won in four or five, if I remember correctly.

Hee hee. I'ma lurk and then steal ure cup at the last minute.
>> CapitalistBastard !!f/pELCnjRD0

The Sens won in 5 last year.

The teams fortunes are completely reversed. The Sens are accumulating injuries while the Pens are just getting healthy.

It would be an epic collapse if Pittsburgh is eliminated.
>> Anonymous
>>56180

I dont' think injuries are their problem. THey were losing games even when they were healthy.

It's the goaltending, as far as I can tell. Pitt is getting great netminding, whereas Ott is getting goaltending that's mediocre on a good day, and downright bad on an off day.

>I dont' think injuries are their problem. THey were losing games even when they were healthy.

You are 100% correct. The Sens have looked terrible the 2nd half of the season. I think they are the worst team in the Playoffs right now.
>> Anonymous
You stupid faggot, you forgot the Flvers vs Caps series.
>> CapitalistBastard !!f/pELCnjRD0

Neither team will make it out of the second round.

Who gives a shit?

Said the Penguins fan.
>> Anonymous
>>56197

lol

Says the penguins fan who's team bitched out today so they wouldn't have to play the Flyers. Crosby had sand in his vagina. Fuck, if I were you, I'd want to play the Sens too.
>> Anonymous
>>56189
You're forgetting that the Bruins and Flyers got in.
>> Anonymous
>>56218

I think everybody wants to play the Sens.

Shit, the SENS want to play the Sens. They're the only team they couldn't possibly out suck.
>> Anonymous
>>56169
Every single team that has knocked Detroit out of the playoffs since they last won has either come within one game of winning the Cup, or have actually won it.

Detroit has never lost to 'bad' teams in the last 4-odd playoffs, otherwise San Jose and Anaheim are just as guilty for 'choking' against an 8th-seed Edmonton squad.

>>56227

fail troll is fail

So the Penguins fanboys have shifted to the "we totally threw that game today; we wanted to play the Sens" argument, eh?

LEAVE THE BRUINS TO ME
>> Anonymous
>>56157
i know it's broduer in the playoffs, but the Rangers beat the Devils 7 times this season. Rangers in 5.

>>56227
The Bruins don't have a shot playing the Habs true, but the Flyers have a more than capable team to make it to the 2nd round at the very least.
>> Anonymous
>>56330

the Rangers ALWAYS rape the Devils in the regular season. ALWAYS

and looks what happened they last met up, Devils swept them.
>> Anonymous
>>56239

As true as that is, it still doesn't make losing in the first round any less painful for us Wings fans....
>> Kilgamayan !2BklmILFiE
Just want to point out that 1-seed Boston has lost to 8-seed Montreal as recently as 6 years ago.

Now if you'll excuse me, I need to travel elsewhere to find more material to give myself false hope. :(
