Laker fan here, and I partially agree, because Kobe is much more of a killer without a conscious, something he accused agent zero of last year when they played at Staples, but so far in the playoffs Kobe has impressed me with his steady level of play. He's still attempting over 20 shots a game in the post season, which is quite high, and in those kinds of situations, it's like a 50/50 that he will do well. In this playoff, aside from today's game and the OT time in Utah, Kobe has played MVP caliber basketball. I can only hope he's only trying to measure up Boston's defense and not going gunslinger mode at any moment.
