Lies.

Every team should be pointing at the Queefs.

it's like 3 or 4 years old, some are out dated.

I fail to see any significant rivalry between the leafs and:
Detroit
Edmonton
Calgary
Vancouver
NYI

or Atlanta

Or Gary Bettman

stars need direct connections to kings, ducks and wings, and also buffalo has a hate line to the stars ( no goal )

I like how the leafs are the epicenter of a hate globe.

From a Canucksfag perspective, the Coilers and Flamers are division foes. The NYI beat the Canucks back in the 1980s in the Stanley Cup Finals (1 of the teams 2 Finals appearances, the other was lost to NYR). And the Red Wings played the Canucks in the first round back in the early 2000s, I can't remember the year and don't wanna look it up. Nucks were up 2-0, then lost 4 straight, in game 3 Chelios literally skated around for 1-2 minutes for being named the 1st star while being booed by the Vancouver faithful.

I meant all those teams are linked to the leafs, not each other.

can someone explain the thrashers/leafs line?

EVERYBODY hates the leafs.
>> Kilgamayan (18-1) !2BklmILFiE
I always assumed the Bruins hates the Flyerts and Rangers and am surprised to see a connection to the Sabres instead.

Also I laughed at the box of irrelevance.
>> CapitalistBastard !!f/pELCnjRD0

/r/ Toronto in the box of irrelevance.
>> Anonymous
>>97193
Why? They have had some damn good series against teams like Philly, Ottawa, and Montreal.
>> Anonymous
>>97187
Yea that rivalry goes back to the 70's
>> Anonymous
>>97187
bruins hate the habs, leafs, sens, sometimes sabres, rangers, flyers, and sometimes the islanders

this map was poorly done is all.
>> CapitalistBastard !!f/pELCnjRD0

I don't want to see a team that finished in 11th place as the center of attention.

the leafs are always relevant because of their A)retarded fans and B) stupidly ureasonable hgih expectations those fans put onthe team.

and montreal vs toronto is always a fun game to go to. and im not even from canada.

uhhh we get it that you only started watching hockey when sidney crosby went to the penguins, but just the fact theyre original 6 means the hatred was started decades ago, and still continues on to this day. not to mention other things adding to it.

This is history, not this season you ignorant fuck.

It's hard to hate someone that gets punked the entire season.

detroit - original 6
van,cal, edm - Canadian rivalry. yes, it exists.
NYI - are you fucking serious? you must be one of those "Bettman NHL" fans who started watching post-lockout. because you sure as hell didn't watch the leafs in the early 2000s in the playoffs, against the islanders...

and god damn is capitalistbastard always this retarded, or is he having a bad day?

97214 here. Not raging, just pointing out facts.
>> Anonymous
>>97233
Again, you're only looking at one season. Sidney Crosby got beaten by the Senators in last years playoffs rather easily. That looks pretty bad now that the Sens sucked this yeaR!!!
>> CapitalistBastard !!f/pELCnjRD0
>>97234

Don't try to pin some anon post on me son.

Gotta give those Toronto fans credit, they argue a compelling case as to why a team that finished in the basement of their division deserves to be hated.

The Toronto media as more than enough hate toward the leafs. It's hilarious that Toronto fans bring up history like its a badge of honor.

When was your last cup win faggots?
>> Anonymous
>>97244
The whole YOU LAST WON IN '67 HAHAHA is usually better used when youve rooted for your own team your whole life, not when you jump on a bandwagon. but good luck anyways.

I've been on the Pens bandwagon since birth.

During the past two seasons or so, there have been really chippy games between Atlanta and Toronto. Probably started over a late hit then just developed.

Teams that play each other once a year (if that) don't develop rivalries (Canadian content or not.)

And CB, just....stop.

Missing Rangers<->Bruins
Rangers<->Leafs
Rangers<->Habs
Rangers<->Pens
Rangers<->Blackhawks

Every original 6 team hates each other, you should remake this with a circle of hatred in the middle then expand from there.

augh fuck, too much retardation in this thread.

dammit gary, THESE are the people you really want to market the game to? They'd be better off watching their amerk sports.

Need more Oilers<->Ducks
Sabres<->Stars
Oilers<->Sharks
Flames<->Red Wings
Blues<->Preds
Kings<->Oilers
Devils<->Islanders

That all being said, I saw this on a parody site and I don't think it was meant to be taken seriously for the most part.
>> Anonymous
>>97385

Yeah, I remember when you could at least play each team in the other conference at least twice (once at home and on the road), though as more and more teams were added, they decided to keep playing the same amount of games with a greater amounts of teams. But they decided to focus on intra-conference instead of inter-conference matchups. I personally do not like seeing the same team over and over, I want to see how my team would fare against the best of the other conference instead of waiting until the Cup Finals (if they even make it that far).
>> Anonyhabs
Colombus - Detroit is missing also.
>> Anonymous
goddamn do I miss the Winnepeg Jets
>> Anonymous
Also:

Ottawa <-> Buffalo ever since that brawl last year, although it's kinda cooled down now.

And secretly, Toronto hates itself in the worst way, so put a little arrow just kinda circles back around into itself.

I suggest a redrawn map. Hearts from every sunshine team leading to Bettman, hate leading from every other team to Bettman.
