If Favre is such a winner...if he has a shred of dignity...how can he even begin to consider this offer?

If I once had any respect for this dude it is long, long gone.

I'm sure Favre cares about what you think of him.

IT'S ALL ABOUT THE MONAY!

Haha! Bribery.

Why should caring what people think come into his decision process.

Regardless of whether people think he's a douche or not, he's a fucking loser who cares more about money than playing or self-respect.

I have decided to retire. This is not about the money. Really guys. I just want to play with my kids. In my new diamond encrusted yacht.

Again, this is not about the money.

You know, it's not technically bribery, since they're pay him to take up a lifetime non-playing position with the Packers or some other bullshit.

Personally I think he's realizing that if he gets reinstated and goes to camp there's a possibility he would get benched and he doesn't want that. I think he should do it anyway.

But all of my opinions are invalid because I'm a life-long Packers fan who nearly shit himself when he met Favre for the first time.

>Packers fan who nearly shit himself when he met Favre for the first time.

was he cool, or was he an asshole?

I always wonder how big time athletes act in person, so I am curious.

Before I met Jeremy Shockey I thought he would be the biggest asshole. I was wrong.

Shockey is one cool dude.

I was at a party with a friend in San Antonio, when who walked in, Tony Parker, Tim Duncan, and Manu Ginobili.

When I went over to say hi, small talk, etc, Tony Parker and Tim Duncan were awesome, they both shook my hand, shot the shit with me. Manu Ginobili on the other hand, was a complete dick.

I also met Kurt Warner coming out of a broadway show in New York City (this was when he was with the giants), I was walking out with my aunt and uncle when my uncle screamed "Hey Kurt!" He walked over and showed us his ring and stuff. He was pretty awesome.

I met a lot of Packers at camp one summer.

Brett was kind of a jerk and blew me off. However Ahman Green, Darren Sharper and Marco Rivera were all very cool. Kabeer Baja-Biamila might have been a nice guy but I couldn't understand a word he was saying.

Mike Sherman's daughter was also there. She was 18 or 19 and smokin' hot.

I met Sterling Sharpe and Aaron Rodgers last year at a celebrity golf tourney in Tahoe. Sharpe is a FAN-TAS-TIC golfer. He is like a +1 handicap.

I was able to follow Aaron around for like 4 holes and talk to him the entire time. Rodgers is the nicest, most congenial, most respectful, and coolest football player under 30 I have ever met.
