Yes, go to the outback bowl. BCS needs to blacklist you guys.

>>20821

Fuck you! Oh wait I can't... LSU and Flordia already up in that ass
>> Anonymous
and they'll still be right back there next year. everyone needs to get over it already. osu is one of the premier teams in college football and they won't be going away any time soon. so keep it up with the image macros, brutus shoops, etc.; it only proves your jealousy.
>> Anonymous
>>20828
Now why would anyone be jealous of the Buffalo Bills of college football?

Enjoy your second-place finish, again.
>> Anonymous
>>20828

lol. Only reason they make it back because they play in the easiest division.
>> Anonymous
>>20832

tressel's been to 3 in 7 years. 1-2 is hardly 0-4, but good luck with whatever your team is.

Ohio State and Oklahoma, the two biggest BCS losers in the country. Stick them in the Fiesta Bowl every year and forget about 'em.
>> Anonymous
>>20837

3-2 in BCS bowls. enjoy your jealousy.

Oklahoma is 1-2 this decade in the only one that matters, and the game against LSU was extremely competitive. If not for a dropped pass in the final seconds of the game, it would have gone into overtime. USC was embarrassing, but I'd rather get embarrassed in the NC game than win the Holiday Bowl.

Only Ohio State and Oklahoma can say they've played for the national championship three times this decade(with a win each), and only LSU can say they've won it twice(in NAWLINZ). That's why these three teams (and USC) are clearly the best of this decade so far.

The Big Ten is a shit conference

Good job against K-State. No, really.
>>20845
USC was more embarrassing because you cost the best team in the country the chance to play for the title, and you didn't even show up. Also lol Boise.

>>20840

I wish my team could play scrubs for 8 weeks to build up their ranking. We could go every year too!

who was the best team in 2005, other than the 13-0 trojans?

and what, may i ask, is your team?

lol Auburn. Good job against Virginia Tech. No, really.

Not NCAA (since I am from the land where milk comes in bags), at least I don't think ANY college/university football team can lose FOURTY-EIGHT games in a row ... logo related

Undefeated SEC Champion Auburn, kthx.
>>20858
Shut them out until the fourth, still won. For a team that was snubbed from the game it deserved, even winning your bowl is impressive (Cal's Holiday Bowl), much less against a very good Vtech team.

big difference between beating Vtech now and when the ACC was actually decent.

I lol'd.
>> Anonymous

The ACC has always been a basketball conference. Football is The Other Sport as far as they're concerned.

Miami, VT, Florida State are good/have been good. As far as im concerned ACC is still a force. Hell Miami still gets get recruits they just need the coachin
>> Anonymous
>>20982
VT is the only decent one out of those these days, and you know it.

Wake fucking Forest won the conference last year.
>> Anonymous
>>20982

They're down as far as I'm concerned. When VT can't even manage to beat KANSAS, something is wrong.
>> Anonymous
>>20988

Kansas is through being a Big XII doormat (football-wise), but VT really should have beaten them in that bowl game.

More Bob Stoops' fault they made it in than anything.
>> Anonymous
>>21011
Boise State was playing possessed the first three quarters of that game, and executed every late trick play they ran perfectly. It was more Boise State executing than Oklahoma screwing up.
>> Anonymous
>>21011

Oklahoma coming out looking like shit the first half of that game is Stoops's fault more than a trick play. There's no excuse to drop into a 14-0 hole seven minutes into a game, doesn't matter if you play Boise State or Ohio State. That's a sign that OU didn't take their opponent seriously, like they'd just jizz tradition all over Boise and win by 50. Same thing with App State and Michigan.

And nobody in Oklahoma could have known the statue of liberty was coming at the end, Boise had never run that play before, it wasn't on OU's or anybody's tapes, nobody had even run that play in college in decades, and on top of that it was executed flawlessly.

The football gods chose Boise State that night, pure and simple.

SEC fears the Pac-10. Feel free to book a game on the road out of the South. USC, ASU, UCLA, OREGON, will pwn.

Hawaii's undefeated run was fueled by a shit schedule
>> Anonymous
>>21208

Now why the hell would they do that when they can just schedule i-aa and mid-majors, pay them 500,000 dollars to blow them out by 50, make ten million off the game, and have their cocks sucked by the media no matter what?

works pretty well for THE Ohio State. But yeah, get your drift.

USC should have been national champs again this year, should be next year.

>>21218

The Big 12 North is soft; if he really wanted to, he could turn the Kansas HC job into a respectable position.
>> Anonymous
>>21219

Last year was THE textbook case of why a playoff is needed to determine a national champ. There was no clear #1 after the season ended, and 9 or 10 teams all had legitimate arguments for playing in the title game, including 3 teams (Georgia, Mizzou and Kansas) who didn't even win their conferences.

LOL. It was the textbook case for why USC (or anyone who could knock them off of the top of the PAC-10) should be matched against whatever the writers think is the best team. 1st rule, no big-10 teams (until they can add Penn State and admit they are the Big-11)... And it should always be in Pasadena or Tempe.
>> Anonymous
And who exactly did USC play in the noncons last year? ND? Nebraska?

Meanwhile, LSU blew out the ACC champions by 6 touchdowns.

acc champs, lol. was that duke or wake forest?
>> Anonymous

As opposed to a team that lost to 2 service academies and another that didn't get bowl eligible in the fucking big 12 north.

rrrrrrrrright.
>> Anonymous
OSU is #2 is basketball and football for a full year, UF is #1 in same for same time.

Coincidence? I think not!
>> Anonymous
>>21252
ok, was it NC State? BC? oh, it was Wake Forest...

frankly, the Pac-10 champ should every year play the better of the big12 or sec champ in pasadena or tempe. so either could get a good road game once in a while. Also, notre dame should be banned.

UGA plays ASU this year and Oregon in a few years after.

Mark Richt is undefeated in non conference games too.

SEC, awesome

Pac 10 awesome
Big 10 protip: schedule better non conference games
ACC shitty outside of Miami GA tech, VA tech and FSU
Big east getting better, expect 2 or 3 teams to become yearly BCS threats in the future.
