I play fantasy football, I have Romo and Phillip Rivers (2 of the best to have at QB) and I haven't used them in weeks ... I pick up whatever free agent QB is playing my Detroit Lions. This week, Matt Schaub.

It's a win/win for me. I'd rather see Detroit do good, but if we get torched, I benefit in fantasy.

wow a texans fan really? Look dude, i'm sorry to tell you this buty you picked the wrong horse, and you should probably abandon ship while you can. the franchise is a piece of shit and they will never amount to anything ever. Sooner or later, they'll be the lions of the AFC.

you do realize were talking about the texans right?

Disregard jumping ship on your team. As I mentioned (being a Lions fan), your team has a chance, it'll take you fifty years of fucking failure to become the Lions. Once a new greatest RB/possibly NFL player ever comes along and joins your team, and the best your team does is a wildcard loss - then you can abandon them. Until then, you have a good young QB, receiver, QB, and a pretty all right defense, and you're playing the Lions this week. Fair-weather fans suck.

You'd think so, huh?

Not OP, but the Texans are a team that are less than 10 year old franchise who have developed like every expansion franchise does. To tell someone to stop being a fan is fucking stupid. I've loved the Vikings for the past 15 years, and I still support them despite their many shortcomings.

last 2 expansion teams in the nfl won a playoff game within their first 10 years of existence. Hell i think the panthers did it in what like 4 years? Just jump ship i say.

All they have to do is stop adrian peterson their shitty recievers with an even worse qb dont score points.
Vikings suck against the pass which the texans are doing alright in with andre johnson catching balls in front of dbs faces.

I'd agree with you...but at least the Lions and your mascot aren't the fucking Michiganers with a crack pipe for a logo....why the fuck do they have to be the Texans with a cow on their helmet? Why perpetuate the stupid fucking stereotype?

I'm a fan, and likely always will be but reluctantly.

Both the Panthers and Jaguars went to their respective champion games in their 2nd season.

Judging from the games against the Saints and the Lions, stopping Adrian Peterson shouldn't be hard.
