Hard to pick against Shrub right now, he's on FIRE and Toyotas have a horsepower advantage.

A few guys will fight up front the entire race, then suddenly on the last lap some random guy will win out of dumb luck.

Ya know, today was my first time watching a Nascar race; not by choice, I was at a friends birthday party and someone wouldnt change it to the NC/Boston game.

Only part I liked was the crashes.

These posts just go to show what incredible wit and cunning it takes to troll a NASCAR thread on /sp/.

Anyway, Kyle Busch will probably fucking murder everyone and the commentators will continue to kiss his ass, but keep an eye out on David Reutimann. He kept his boat afloat last year when MWR was sucking horribly, but now that MWR is kicking ass, Reutimann is shining, and he's been fast the entire weekend, and he's been in the top ten on the speed charts. Something tells me he's gonna be one to look out for tomorrow.

That's the only part everyone likes.

Alright...I'll watch out for Reutimann.

Maybe you're right...he's driving a Toyota, and if Kevin Harvick is CRYYYYYIIINNNGGGG about Toyota having a horsepower advantage, it must be true.

Being a fan of Toyota myself, I'm fucking laughing at Chevy right now. Their rape of the manufacturer's championship the past few years is coming to a close. Shit, I think we might just see one of the closest manufacture battles in NASCAR history, if a Dodge winning the Daytona 500 and a Ford winning at Fontana (No real surprise there, though. The Spring race has belonged to the Roush camp ever since they moved it to February.) is any implication, along with the Toyotas having so much power and Chevy having HMS, RCR, among others.

south?
out of the 36 races last year, only two were won by people that were from the south.

As much as I hate to say it, Jimmie Johnson will probably take the lead with 50 to go and not give it up, the fucker.

Also, when is Sorenson going to win a Sprint race?

Toyota will soon easily surpass Chevy. The only thing that is keeping Chevy alive is Hendicks.

BTW I'm going for Kyle Busch since I'm a Busch fan but I lol'd at Stewart after his crash. Fat, lazy bastard can't even get out of the car.

RIP Tony Stewart ;_;

I'd wager he wins one this year. Also, isn't it ironic? His teammates are a F-1 winner and an IndyCar champion, and yet he's seen as the leader?

C'mon Carl! or Kenseth.

This was worth watching just to see Jeff Gordon's car explode when he hit the wall.

Oh yeah, kudos to Carl. He's on a roll. Atlanta shouldn't slow him down either.

Funny but true story. ESPN thinks Women's Basketball is better then NASCAR....and they're right.

Best race of the year coming up.

Atlanta never disappoints.

I pick a white guy without an advanced degree.

Good job Carl. Not really a Ford fan but you definitely deserved it. If Nascar would have black flagged him for that tire I would have turned off the race.
