So guys I'm contemplating suicide over Vince not getting into the Finals again this year. Question is: Can you give me a different NBA player to idolize so I won't kill myself?

tl;dr List NBA players I should look out for and some that I should be already looking at

I almost killed myself after idolizing Amare. He doesn't try half the time, and even when he does, his defense is still mediocre. I hate it when I see him get outplayed by Eric Fucking Dampier. Also, I doubt he will make the finals even once the next few years. This year is his best chance though.

kobe. quit being a h8er and just accept the fact that kobe is finally getting his due for being the best player in the universe.

aks charles barkley, the former kobe-hater. LMAO

I have moved to the PF position now. I didn't have the leverage to guard someone like Erick Dampier. I'll be guarding guys like Lamar Odom now, who matches up in length, but he doesn't match up in leverage.

Also I'm only 26.

Amare is possibly the most overrated big man in the league. Namely because he's nothing without Nash.

>>44196
No one hates Kobe because he's good. I like plenty of good players across different teams.
People hate Kobe because, like Wade, he's a faggot who thinks winning a Championship is an individual accomplishment. Which is why he has been getting eliminated in the first round lately.

>> Anonymous
>>44228

really now? And whose points are getting buffered with Nash's average 12+ assists per game? No one would even consider Amare if he wasn't paired with the best passer/utilitarian guard in the league.
>> Anonymous
>>44233
Orly? Do all those assists go to Amare?
>> Amare Stoudemire

>>44233
Ok moron, tell me.

Why would it be the Nash and Stoudemire Pick N' Roll that's so dangerous and not the Nash and Raja/Hill/Shaq/Barbosa Pick N' Roll?
>> Anonymous
Amare is probably the only one on Phoenix who doesn't need Nash to be good. Holy fuck @ idiocy.
>> Anonymous
>>44235

Are you trying to imply that the mass majority of them DIDN'T go to Amare (at least before the Shaq trade)

Phoenix Suns play with Team Work.

Nash doesn't only pass it to me, his assists go to everyone including Shaq, Boris, Grant, and Raja for the open J.
>> Anonymous
>>44242
Yes. You don't get 12 assists a game by passing to the same guy over and over throughout the entire game. And if you did, doesn't it prove that the other guy is a good scorer?

West, Jamison, Illgauskas, Bargnani, Aldridge are probabilities.

So alright. And that's just off the top of my head.

David Lee? Randolph? Harrington? Thomas? Brand if he was playing.

Dirk is 88%, Bosh is 86%, Yao is 85%, Miller 85%, Gomes (plays PF sometimes) is 84%, West is 84%, Lee is 83%, Yi is 83%, Bargnani 82%, Bass 82%, Gasol 81%, Haslem 81%, Illgauskas 80%, Muprhy 80%.

Okur is .1% behind Stoudemire, Garnett is .9% behind.

Miller is near 80%

Bosh is like 85%

Dirk is a choker. Even with his team having the best records year after year, he loses anyway.

Pau has never experienced winning in his entire NBA career.

Don't even bring up Brad Miller, the wifebeater.

Z shoots only a few FTs a game. Plus he can't dunk ferociously.

Bosh is good, but he won't win anything. His new haircut is 10 kinds of fail also.

I had Bosh Z and Amare in my Fantasy League, I know what I'm talking about bish.

If anyone even brings up Dwight Howard, remember his FT shooting. Remember his lack of ability to make a field goal outside of the paint. Remember when I swatted that bitch's dunk.

Nash, need assistance.
>> Anonymous
>>44315
I prefer Dwight Howard over Amare Stoudemire also. He rebounds better than Amare (12.6 rpg to 9.6 rpg), he blocks more than Amare (1.9 blks to 1.3 blks), he has more assists than Amare (1.9 asts to 1.0 asts), fouls less than Amare (3.0 fouls to 3.6 fouls) and has a higher FG% than Amare (60.3 % to 57.5 %).
>> Anonymous
>>44317
He doesn't have Steve Nash either. Imagine he did? Oh God.

The stats don't take into account Stoudemire's sub-par defense.

>> Amare Stoudemire

>>44317
He rebounds better than me because no one else can rebound. Grant and Shaq and Marion takes care of the boards for me many times.

I'm averaging 2.2 blocks per game this season. Get it right.

I have a jump shot.

I score better than Dwight. Even though he has lots more dunks than I do. (Should tell you something)

I win more than Dwight.

Dwight is my bitch. NEXT TOPIC.

Why would you want a player like Dwight Howard outside the paint anyway? He's a center, not a power forward. That's what you have shooters for anyway.

Oh come on guise free throws are more important than you think. This year my high school team went to state because we were able to sink our free throws when the other team started fouling in the last minute-and-a-half ; I think part of the reason Duncan and Shaq don't have to shoot free throws very well is because they have excellent guards behind them knocking them in. Or maybe because they're really good down low. Okay, whatever. Fuck free-throw shooting.
