If you're using that criteria, countries who has their own baseball leagues.
Mexico, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Italy, France, Britain, The Dominican Republic, Cuba, Venezuela, Costa Rica, The U.S., Columbia, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Israel, Australia, Costa Rica, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, Spain, and New Zealand.
Thats a lot of countries that have organized baseball. Obviously, a lot of the countries aren't as good as the better ones, but that's still a lot of countries that could field a baseball team for the Olympics.
