No it's not.
45 lbs is regular printer paper, and 80 gsm is regular printer paper. So 160 gsm is actually twice as thick as regular paper, and is about 90 lbs (88, but 90 rounded off).

You get 5 answers because it depends on what size you use. For papercraft you should use the index answer.

The lbs system does not take into account the size of the sheet: it measures the weight of 500 sheets. So 45 lbs can mean you have 500 pages the size of a postal stamp that weigh 500 lbs, or it can mean 500 sheets the size of a football field weigh 45 lbs. That's a big difference.
A table wich gives you one answer to convert paper weights from gsm to lbs, must state the size of the sheets. If it doesn't, the table is useless.
