hey /po/, something a little different today. Posters! That's right, I went and made a bunch of posters to spice my wall up a bit.

I figured it was a good idea to use artwork from different artists that influence me, it might give me more of a drive to draw more because lately i've been too tired from work to be bothered.

To make the posters was pretty easy (but had complications). I took a large picture and seperated it into 4 a4 sized pieces with photoshop. Then printing all the sheets out I had to trim parts of the borders off and then taped each piece together from the back-side. I used double-sided sticky tape to put it up.

I suppose this thread would be a good place to mention this site:

Most of you probably know about it but for those who don't, it takes a relatively small image and blows it up to a designated size by using a kind of pointalism effect. It looks really cool in most cases.

Whenever I rasterbate, the pictures come out all pixelated and shit. Do I need a higher res picture?

i use the rasterbator to make art murals i show in galleries - you can use different paper sizes (i used a large scale printer) if you have the resources.

Dude in the...4th step I think it is when it asks you what size you want the dots to be and what colour, click multi colour :)

b&w only makes for better contrast and i sometimes adjust the dots bu 10mm works best.
