I was wondering if someone knows about a free library of animated skeletons done for Maya or any other popular software for working with 3d animations.

Thanks in advance.

Do you want to make it into papercraft?
If so, then why does it have to be animated?
I can understand if you want to make it into different poses, but with a skeleton, it's just a matter of glueing the bones together in different ways; that's how it works in real life, and that's basically what an animation does: add "bones" that move. And if you're looking for a skeleton, that would be a little redundant. If you were looking for a "fleshy" character, the bones would save you the trouble of calculating all the seperate limbshapes when in different positions, but you don't really need it since it's just bones...
Google again, and leave out the "animated part".
