Nice quick job for an afternoon prototype. Will you release a diagram?

Do you all actually want a model of this? This was just a visual for a plush gone too far. It was still fun making it though...

I have a few things (a lot) I still need to work on, like this.
I think the front, back, and top look fine but the side..... He's kinda.... FAT...

Plus if I did make a diagram it would probably be MS Paint, it's all I have.

we don't mind, make it!!

If you can scan it into your computer, then I would be willing to work on making printable diagrams of it. I only have one request. I have no clue what the heck it is. Will you tell me, please? Because of the cuteness factor, I would immediately guess that it is either a pokemon or a creature of your own creation.

I guess this will be my project for today.
I have to rebuild it with tabs this time, in case it wasn't apparent it's basically just everything taped together with an open bottom.

Which reminds me, would you all want a closed bottom or to just leave it open?

I designed an origami Shinx a while back. Pic in case anyone cares.

This is proving to be harder then I thought.
Never made a papercraft before.

Definitely open, it will be easier to use that way.

Protip: Paper does not have a bias direction, and your seam allowance can be considered either fractions of a millimeter or gluetabs (LOL gaping white edges, sloppybuilder).

Thanks. I find it so difficult to keep up with all the pokemon sets they release anymore. I recognize most of the original 151 pokemon, and that's good enough for me.

If you think it's feasible, you can just take the tape off the version that is already complete, flatten it, and scan it in without tabs. The 3 picture views you have already uploaded should be enough for figuring out most of the necessary information on what connects where.

I'm always amazed by your origami designs, A.r.

What I've been attempting to do is building it again with tabs intact (as there was none in the original, just A LOT of tape) and it's not working so well as I've only done a handful of models and I've never MADE one.

And if I took off all the tape, I don't know if all the pieces will come out like they originally were, the tape might rip up a lot of junk and leave it very messy.

This project sounded easer then it's turning out to be.
