Wanna do a halloween costume of a Whitesmith from Ragnarok Online and was thinking of doing the Majestic goat in Papercraft.

Any hints or tips /po/ I've never posted here before or lurked much as a matter of fact.

If anyone can make or find this, do want.

First of all, I'd suggest getting the 3d model. There are ripper programs out there, but sometimes you can get lucky and find the models already extracted by other people.

OR, if you're good at 3d modeling, make the model yourself.

If you can get the model, you can ask people around here (or at /pw/) how to go about making it the correct size and printing it out.

I'll eventually write a tutorial up on everything related to making costumes, since it's kind of one of my specialties.

Game models are usually total crap for papercraft, though /po/opers build them anyway (low expectations here). Learn to 3D model and create a mesh that is designed for papercraft. Or fail out and rip from a game.

game models are prime for papercrafting, given they're usually low poly anyways (though becoming rarer) and come with textures.

Besides, there's nothing more exact to the game than the actual model when you're building replicas. If you're doing lifesized, I'd expect a bit more work to be done than just ripping it, but it's all up to the builder.

In this case, there is no 3D model, ragnarok characters and equip are in 2D.

There is a Baphomet Jr. Papecraft, but horns is very low poly (about 10 faces each) but you can inspire on it to make your own one in 3D.

If you want wear it you must use something to make it heavy and strong.

if he really wants he can use the views of the ingame sprite as a basis for his 3d model
