does anyone have the passwords for these papercraft I love them, just wnat to make them larger as the folds are hard being that small

Or if anyone knows how to remove the passwords from PDO files or convert a PDO to an OBJ file that info would be even more great!

The password is not something from the program, it's something from the designer: the only reason I can think of to lock a Pepakura file is because you don't want people to change anything about it, so you could try e-mailing and asking the designing, but if he's okay with telling you the password, I don't understand why he used one in the first place lol.
As for removing the password: in the early days of /po/, I thought there was mentioning that if you opened the Pepakura file with a hex editor, you could remove two of the lines (first or last, or I could be completely wrong), then saved it without these lines, it wouldn't be locked anymore. But it might just have been a dream.
As for converting Pepakura files back to object files: if you check the section formats at http://web.axelero.hu/karpo/ you'll see that it can supposedly open Pepakura files, and that it can save as MANY different 3D file types, including obj. It's not free.

*downloads file*
Password? What password? Open it in Pepakura VIEWER, not Designer.

Now click "File > Copy Development To Clipboard"
Change Height to, oh, 3000 pixels.

Now paste it into your favorite image editing program. Cut and move the pieces around into a configuration that will allow it to print at a larger scale.

i've opened locked pepakura files tons of times

I think its just me..

I just open my pepakura designer 2, then after trying to open up a locked file, an aerror pops up, telling me to open it in viewer.

When i press Ok, it says "Failed to start up viewer" probably because it cannot locate my pepakura viewer. at this point i just press cancel and voila! the file is opened in pepakura designer.

weird =\

No such luck on my end; my designer just closes when I cancel that dialog.

if the pdo file was made with ver 1.x it will allow you to bypass it with v2.x but if made with ver 2.x you get no such luck
