Go to step 3.
Unfold the part that's folded up against the long back.
See where the edge of the paper is in a double valley fold? That's what you're folding.
Turn the paper around so the long back is pointing straight up into the air, and the little 'seat' part that's the bottom fold is pointed toward you, and a 90 degree angle to the longer back section.
Take the top layer of that, the part that's folded over onto the main longer section. You're going to slide the creased edge out from the corner crease around in a quarter circle across the bottom 'seat' section until it's aligned over the long crease edge of the bottom 'seat' section. The part to the right of that fold will be unfolded. If you folded this up right now, you'd get Step 4.
