I wanted to know if there was more than one version of the Papercraft collar form Battle Royale. I'm doing a cosplay of it and I'm trying to find some less expensive solutions.

Don't be like that, go ask around your local hardware-shop for a small piece of wood and some sanding paper. Saw out the general form of the necklace-thingie, sand it down till it looks about right. Paint it, add details, etc etc. For the collar itself just go to wallmart or w/e other cheap store you have, buy the cheapest shirt you can in the desired colour, cut it into the necklace and glue it onto the back of the wooden thing. If it doesn't look good, sand out a small bit in the back so the necklace and wood line up evenly. Etc etc, enjoy.

Don't listen to the idiot. Go to Home Depot or a store like it and try to find Aluminum Flashing, it's easy to cut, you can even use scissors!as for the black trim, find like a molding trim or something at said store.

as>>57193failed to mention, this whole thing will cost you like $20 at the most, $10-14 on the flashing and a couple dollars on the trim.

Put a little effort into it. Make one out of modeling clay or carve it out of soap. Then make a silicon rubber mold of it and cast it in resin. Make it hollow so you can put a flashing LED and a sound module inside.
