The turntable isn't available... the author has a number of pay models, all mechanical, including the sushi turntable. But no worries! They have a freebie model elsewhere of a train set that uses the same mechanics. Simply put THAT model together, but retexture the base :)

More crank-driven turntables are used at http://cp.c-ij.com/japan/papercraft/science/cop_pto.html -- these are more in the proportion of the sushi turntable, and Canon's instructions are clearer than the ones on the original page.

While I'm at it, don't neglect http://www.cbr.mlit.go.jp/shitara/03int/03toreja/kitutuki/kitutuki.html for another model by the same author with a different type of motion; a woodpecker pecking on a tree.
