This is it for the models, save for the exact same sign that the first set had.

As you can see, two of the models on the Pokepark section of Chokipeta's website were not included, and both sets I bought were sealed and had never been opened. So looks like there's a third set of two crafts, or maybe they were special give-aways?

That's a good eye you have. Actually, it was a repeat of the sign that was included in the first PokePark set. If you go to /rs/ and search Pokepark, the sign will be in there. I didn't see a need to re-scan the same thing.

I have a paper due tomorrow (Wednesday), but both of my classes on Thursday have been canceled, so I'll work on these after Wednesday's classes are over. I just had to do one. Here's page A1 or scan0034.jpg cleaned.
>> GoblinGuy
>>186981
I don't mean to nitpick, but these particular Chokipeta models are pre-cut. If you notice around all the parts there's a thin gray line. Those gray lines are the actual ends to the pieces, and there's a colored outline around them.
>> gxc
>>186862
As always, you make my day.
>> Anonymous
>>186993
I think it's better to leave the margin to the pre-cut line (maybe a little more thin that is).
Some color *behind* the pre-cut line is good to have, a lot of well done models have this feature (like colored tabs) it avoids error and white leftovers if you cut with scissors.

Ha, good luck. GoblinGuy picks them up from Japanese auctions. They're pretty rare.
>> GoblinGuy
>>188243
I get them from Yahoo Auctions Japan. Meaning I can only buy when someone sells. Yahoo Auction Japan sellers almost never ship internationally, so you have to go through a company to ship them to you (I use Rinkya). This costs a FORTUNE. It's 32 dollars to ship one pound of goods, plus a 15 dollar processing fee. So in total, for these crafts, which is just 20 or so sheets of paper, I spent 40 dollars to get them.
>> Anonymous
Wouldn't it actually be alot more? 47 just to ship, plus what the actual cost of the lot itself is.
>> Anonymous
GoblinGuy I know I made another thread and I'm sorry to interrupt this one, but is there any way that you have the Chokipeta Turtwig and Piplup models? Thanks -_-
>> GoblinGuy
>>188335

>> GoblinGuy
>>188333
Woops. Didn't see this. Well, 20 sheets of paper weighs less than a pound, or at least these did. It was something like 20 to ship, 6 dollars for the item, and 15 dollar processing fee.
>> Jen
It's okay, !bgREVLN8FU, I've been procrastinating on these as well. My bf saw me working on the carousel today and told me to use the pen tool. I didn't know how to do whatever it was he wanted me to, so he tried to show me. Then he couldn't figure out how to do what he wanted to show me, and felt that he could do better. He wanted to see the original file and start from there. I had already gotten rid of all the blue background, and he didn't notice the dot pattern from the original prints, either. Long story short, he started working on it for over an hour today, and didn't get as far as I did in the same amount of time. He was supposed to be showing me how to clean up the fine details, like the colored border that exists before the pop-out templates.

tl;dr Can anyone tell me how the pen tool works in Adobe CS or Gimp so I can get my bf to stop bugging me about it? Thanks.
>> Anonymous !bgREVLN8FU
>>188380
Hell if I know, I just use the Polygonal Select Tool. I make a border around a part using the Tool, then I use the Subtract From Selection option to pick out the parts I want to keep, like numbers and arrows, then I press Delete, and whah-lah (or however you spell it), it's all there. Repeat this a few times, clean up some un-deleted background parts, and then it's ready to take upwards of ten minutes to finally post to 4chan.
