Dear /po/,
I've been lurking here for about a year and a half. I have about 50 papercraft models saved on my computer but I've never made any.

My friend wants me to make him a papercraft Prince Katamari for his birthday tomorrow. I have no idea what to cut or how to make.

Does anyone have instructions?

You've been lurking for a year and a half and only have 50 models? O_o

Can't help with your question, though.

Now that you mention it... I probably have closer to 100 (Botpa shit and such).

If you've been "lurking" for about 18 months, you should be very well informed as to "what to cut or how to make".

It really isn't that hard to go from lurking to participating.

*blinks* I've been lurking for maybe 6-8 months, and my papercraft folder has 2,306 files, under 180 folders. Even if 2/3 of that were pages of the same craft or instructions, I'm still kicking your ass.

...I haven't made one either, though.

Come on! That was funny!
... Sheesh, no sense of humour!

My first papercraft was Goomba, and there are no instructions for that one either - you just have to jump in and wing it!

As they say: JUST DO IT!

Give me 10minutes and I'll go check the computer that all the shit is saved on to see how many I actually have.

It's pretty straightforward. You can basically make anything right off the bat. It just takes time, patience, money, and the right kind of knives.

Here's this link: http://www.yamaha-motor.co.jp/global/entertainment/papercraft/howto/index.html
If you click on enter, it provides "basic instructions" for very common techniques.(The videos look professional)
