Mjolnirl Armor Darth_Tearees
I just found this *no adjetive possibe* model, and i´m fascinated... but i have some questions...

1: Is it real size? And if it is... and anyone has done it, what is the total size of it?

2: Is there any colored model? The one i´ve got is completely gray. If there is not one... how could i edit the colors from the pdo file?

3: Why does the helmet use 3 sheets less than the Master Chief Helmet? Which one do you recommend me to do?

(Sorry for may bad english n.nUU)
>> Xydirus
no problem with the "bad english" no everyone here it's american...
anyway, the actual size of the helmet you can see it on the pepakura screen (bottom right)
I think I have the colored one, let me check and I'll upload ir later...
and for the difference with the pages number, maybe it was made bigger, so it had to use 3 more sheets

Thanks a lot, dude. But i didn´t reffer only to the helmet.... i asked that ´couse i notized that the helmet from that armor is master chief´s.. an then i notized that the ehole armor is MC´s (I didn´t know because the rar model)

I meant to the total size of the whole armor.

When I started building mine it was too small for my head. I asked the guy how he got his around his head and he said he didn't build the very bottom part. So yeah.

possible that one has been sized for letter and the other a4. Look at the size of the piece that is the underside of the visor in the colored (page 2) now look at it in page 1 of the uncolored. It is likely that the bottom is letter.

The pieces are all sized for Master Chief but he's not a normal human; he's seven feet tall and doesn't have realistic proportions. There's a wealth of information at a forum made for Halo costumers (there's a person or two doing an elite :O) here's the URL:

I'll post the scales they've come up with so far next.

>>Some guy on the 405th forums
"I based the scale of the diaper piece off of Caelen Vasius' post (thanks!) and it ended up fitting me perfectly once it's in place although I can't slide it on without breaking a seam; I'll just use elastic and/or buckles later. Anyways, the scale seems to be 75% of your waist circumference in inches. You take your waist measurement by wrapping measuring tape around yourself just under the belly button- read the tape after breathing out slowly. Take this number and multiply it by 0.75, if you're using a metric measuring tape convert to inches by multiplying the measurement in centimetres by 0.3937."

As for the feet, there's no formula or scale table for that but I just guessed and tested different scales by printing on a scrap piece of paper and putting my foot on it. The bottom of the boot (the one that looks like a footprint drrr) attaches to a toe piece; so when you have your foot on the printed piece, your big toe shouldn't be within the line.

That leaves the chest piece, forearms and calves which nobody have come up with anything for. The chest piece is the same scale as the helmet for a lot of people but I can't confirm how well this works; mine worked out a little differently due to boobs and only one guy has posted his scale and measurements.

For those of us who are lazy, could somone post the instructions for these armor parts?
>> darth_tearees
No instructions with the model... maybe there are flying through the net xD

Now serious; It cant´t bee very difficult to do looking only the 3d map of the pdo file... the parts are quite big.
