Unlike the papercraft I based it on, these slices of cardboard have no connector flaps. I've already cut angles into their anterior edges so they fit together snug. Any tips on materials or techniques I may use to join them together, so it may resemble a sturdy headgear, would be greatly appreciated.

The cut inside edges.

Hot glue might work pretty well.

Paper strips glued over the outer and inner edges perhaps?

Also, if the corrugations match up, you might be able to slide bent rods into the corrugations to make kind of inner support pegs for further rigidity/strength.

Try some hot glue. And if there are some bumps left from the exesive glue take a spoon heat it up and pass it over the glue and melt it down that way it looks seemless

Yeah, I was thinking some light mache over the edges might help, since my masking tape doesn't take perfectly to paint.

I may end up hot gluing the sides, and now that I think of it caulking would have been excellent.

Anyway, ty.

I do have to wonder though, why is pyramid head so big this halloween? He's been around awhile hasn't he (i.e.; wasn't that game released last year?)?

Because of the movie. It wasn't like that last Halloween.

But he became a meme this year with the movie and rape time and stuff. I need more designs that might help me. I'm not that skilled with manual work and I have no experience at all with origami so a basic design and some tips would be greatly appreciated.
