Oh I know, maybe put a picture of you two together on wall-man's face! It's basically a wall with a body underneath, so it's meant to display like advertisements or art anyway.

What papercrafts does he like? What are some of his likes outside of papercraft? Does he like video games, anime, or comics? Maybe he just likes girls? (Tits and ass for the win.) If the last one is the case, then I would suggest the Osaka and Chiyo-chan papercraft. It's reserved, with a little bit of fanservice. (They have panties! Woo!)

Look to his other hobbies for possibilities. Otherwise, anything you give him that has additional meaning would be entirely lost on him. Don't expect this to be anything more than a simple gesture to show you like him as a friend. You have to be more honest and specific about your feelings in order to do more than that. Friendship requires a lot of communication, and so does a relationship with love or romance. I have no clue why people like to perpetuate the myths that neither one is a lot of work to get or maintain.
