Forgot about the bump limit on the old thread so here is a new one.

I have finished the template, I said in the last thread that I would be releasing lined and non-lined versions but I am reconsidering for two reasons:

The fold lines generally blend in quite well with the model; in my opinion trying a no-lined version would both make an already moderately difficult build very hard.

The model download would be twice the size. Whilst the model file is 13MB, the instructions are likely to be a sizeable download too as I'm adding a couple of hundred photos, two blender models (exploded and non-exploded) and a number of textures.

I want people to be able to use the model for reference and, if they choose, they can also unfold it themselves if they wish.

The template is composed of 19 pages; one is a cover sheet and one is the optional landing gear with struts. Remember that you can just make the 'feet' and glue them in a stowed position or if you wish, simply don't make them at all.

If you have any questions or suggestions fire away.

Awesome Ebon Hawk!!

glad to see this finished, looks great. I didn't think it was very workable after looking at the crapped export way back when, but you pulled through an awesome build.

Thanks. :)

Better photo here (if you just wish to look). http://martinux.deviantart.com/

Can I worship you?

By the way: Any more projects in the future?

1. Load up 3d model again
2. Delete about 1000 faces/'Optimise'
3. Auto open in pep/get someone else to unfold
4. The retarded among us love it
5. ????
6. Profit!

Something a bit smaller I think. :)

I'm not a huge fan of the mecha and pokemon that is in high demand here, some of the more esoteric sci-fi stuff is more interesting to me. I'd be having a bash at that geared heart were it not for trying to polish off the Ebon Hawk.

Model is up on my DA account (for lack of a better place to host it), I'll get the instructions up ASAP.

And that's a good thing, we have enough of that weeaboo crap.

I always wanted a System Shock related papercraft... perhaps a robot from SS2.

You're definitely speaking my kind of language when you mention System Shock but I think I've chosen my next project (I want to do a scratch build, Chamoo's awesome work has inspired me). I shall keep maddeningly quiet about it until I have something worth showing. :)

Any comments on the layout guys? I noticed that about 30 people have downloaded it thus far.
