Where'd you get the pics? If you /r/ something, it helps to supply as much info as you can.
Model is from http://mizuirogakuen.hp.infoseek.co.jp/pepa/RobotandGun/RobotandGun.html
But it's not up for download at this time. The guy rotates his papercrafts. But seeing the guy seems to be quite pre-occupied with making papercrafts of young anime-girls, it could be a loooong time before he rotates it so that this one will be up for downloading again... Maybe somebody here downloaded it before? Would be your best shot I think (no pun intended - well, a little ;).

That would be awesome to print on Silver and Gold paper, yet so expensive

If you'd print that on expensive silver and gold paper, you'd be printing the textures over the expensive silver and gold paper; covering the texture of the expensive silver and gold paper with a spray of ink.
If you want to do that, you should have templates with just the outlines, either by the original creator, or by Photoshop.

Or you can just print it on the non silver/gold side of the paper.

Considering the current templates are JPEG, I can just easily edit the pics so that only the black line design and fold lines get printed- the rest transparent space.

I wouldnt let it print full ink over the paper

I supposed I could also do well with the heaviest cardstock for thick support then **lightly** coat the paper in silver/gold spray paint, then print only the black decoration/fold lines over.
