The penguin in your picture is by John Montroll, in Origami Inside Out. Marc Kirschenbaum has a good (and quite complex) one in Tanteidan Book 13. Hideo Komatsu has a cool one in an old Tanteidan magazine. Roman Diaz has one of the nicest ones I've seen, but I can't remember where it was published (I think it was Origami USA 2007 Convention book. Kawasaki also has a cool one, of a penguin in the sliding position in Origami Dream World. Check origamidatabase.com (db.origami.com) and you should see a ton of resources. Also, check giladorigami.com for book reviews, and pictures.

Peter Engel has an okay penguin in his book, Origami From Angelfish to Zen

Best one I've found. Kinda complex though.

If this one is too much work, pick one you like from here and I'll see if I have the diagram for you: http://www.giladorigami.com/PG_Penguins.html
