Hey /po/, how does construction paper work for paper craft? White only, obviously.
>>132628Why obviously?I built many papercrafts with coloured cardstock...
some models require colored cardstock to save you ink
>>132632For models that have colors on them. I'd think that making a red master sword wouldn't look to hot. Color would be fine for origami, though.
>>132636>For models that have colors on themThat's the whole point. For models that have so much color that it's more economical to print on colored paper rather than using up all of your color ink.See the model "Silvine" by June for an example.
>>132664Oh. That makes sense. I was kinda talking outta my ass up there.

yes colour cardstock works, but that doesn't answer OP's question. No construction paper isn't exactly the best medium for building papercraft with. Sure it's "thicker", but it's not as dense. It's flimsy by papercraft standards.
so to avoid starting another thread, wheres a good place on line to buy good Papercraft paper and Origami Paper?I need a place where I can buy Origami paper by the color (I always have too many colors I don't use).
