I want to get into Papercraft Anonymous
So, I was just wondering how it's done? Where do I start? Do you have any websites that can help me? that can help me?

It's childsplay, literally.
You print the template (on regular paper, but it's better to use some thicker cardstock like 160 grams per square meter or 110 lbs if you live in the US), cut it out with scissors or a sharp knife (an X-acto or any other hobby knife works better than scissors), fold the parts and glue the thing together (wood glue, elmer's glue, hobby glue, basically anything but a pritt stick).
There are websites about papercraft, but my advice: just try some models and you'll quickly learn what works best for you.
I usually check these 3 websites (besides 4Chan /po/ of course ;o) which have a huge collection of links:
http://www.3dpapermodel.com.tw/freedownload/download-asp/link.asp?ID=free
http://www.ss42.com/toys.html
http://www.peterjvisser.demon.nl/linkse.html

And of course: Google, but you already knew that judging from the template you posted. ;o)
If you find any models that are in *.PDO format, you'll need the free Pepakura viewer for those: http://www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/download/viewer.html

Anybody got a link to a site with loads of Papercraft Cars? I lost my bookmark for one I used to go to.

On a side note, I'm looking for craft of burnt out cars too (if such things exist).
