Stalhound Papercraft Torrent !!ZoIkdDC44YL
Does anyone have it? Was posted at http://www.bongo-papercraft.net/2007/12/big-zelda-skeleton-dog.html but the download is broken. Can /po/ help?

It's another Alclione model. Don't expect it.

You can find the model here, along with many others:
http://forsakenlegend.net/index2.php?page=models

someone with 3D editing and Pepakura designer might be able to turn it into a papercraft fairly easy.

Ah, so that's where folks are getting the models.

It already IS a papercraft, but getting this particular author to share it after it vanishes from its original link is darn hard.

On to the next question then, anyone have wind wanker 3d models? I might be able to make papercrafts out of them...

... this a worksafe board, y'know :p

There's been a pack of them on /rs/ for quite some time, but they're such a high poly count that nobody's made anything from them. I tried loading the Tetra model, for example, and there were over 8000 faces to it.

This you will have to request the password and not to share it.

Hope this helps.

Oh i get it. The wand symbolizes his wang, which he flops around to control the wind.

On a less i'm-sorry-i-laughed note, If you do get access to windwaker modeling business, the one model for great justice would be the grey water pot girl statue. She's one of the decoration committee items. Do want. Please,TSontS, i would love you even more than i already do.

Also, i guess i'm the only one who was unaware that chokipeta.jp made some fantastic models from WW already, WE JUST DON'T HAVE THEM.

YEE HEE HEE HEE HEE HEE FUCK!

You can extract the models from GC games?

Oh god, mind telling me how? Pretty please?
Also, how do you lower polygon count?
>> Anonymous
>>114657
Someone else extracted the models from Wind Waker. You can find them (and the program that opens them) by searching "ZeldaWW" in /rs/.

Every game has its own different compression method, so unless you can find a program that would specifically let you extract the models from a certain game (like the one for WW) you're either going to have to wait and hope someone makes one, or make one yourself.

There's a plugin for 1964 [emulator] that lets you extract models in the scene you're in, so I assumed there's a way..
Oh well, thanks. I can handle 3D models, so I might go around the models sometime to make papercraft, but I wish I could extract some by myself..
>> 16bit !mgZmGyyvq2
oh hay, i finally found out how to lower the polygon counts \o/
now i shall go to bed and tomorrow, i'll be working my ass off to make some WW papercrafts. i'll begin with simple ones, such as items and random stuff like that

name of the plug in to rip 3d models. i search but i didnt find them

>>114735
Mind sharing how?

Also, I got the models, but couldn't open the 3ds format with anything but Pepakura, so there were no textures and shit was messed up.
>> 16bit !mgZmGyyvq2

hokay.
first i open the .bdl files with a program called Bmdview2. from there i export the models as .3ds files, and the textures as .tga. i convert the tga pics to bmp. then with Pepakura Designer, i load up the .3ds model, and go to 3DModelWindow > Texture Configuration.. and choose the correct texture for that model.
then i do the usual stuff you do with Pepakura Designer and BAM, papercraft.
as for lowering the polycount, im not quite sure, as i haven't had any need for it since i'm only making simple models at the moment.

But how do you fix the model with Pepakura? Some sides get messed up and stuff.
>> 16bit !mgZmGyyvq2
>>114885
Well, you can perhaps use the 3DModelWindow > Edit Mode > Edit Model thingie? then move the parts that are overlapping, if that's what you mean by messed up o.o

Damn that's hard to get used to.. I would be better off fixing it up in SketchUp =(
