I'm pretty new to papercraft, but I'm interested in it. What are some easy straight forward papercrafts to do for beginners? Thanks...

The pedo-cube! Extremely easy and quite satisfying... lol. My favorite.

How do I tell what to connect what with what?

OK, well I might as well give you the whole bit instead of asking moar questions lol.

First Off - Have an open workspace that sits, like an empty untextured table or desk. Don't use a floor. Also make sure you have proper lighting, and tools like scissors and glue.

2.) - Cut around the entire image, so that you don't end up bumping into the corners of the paper later.

3.) - CAREFULLY cut the entire thing out without cutting the tabs.

4.) - Fold everything.

5.) - Match the flaps symmetrically.

Last - Glue. Avoid other adhesives like tape.

I have opinions on glue too:

Oh, and here's a cat, because I like cats.

Cats are cool.

You forgot an important step:
?) score the fold lines.

Oh yeah, wood glue works fine. Forgot about that. Make sure it dries in the proper position, and doesn't shift.
