Those are Chokipeta models. Extremely rare.
The only two Chokipeta models we currently have are Pikachu and Charmander, if I recall correctly.

I'm pretty sure this request has been asked many many times, and the answer is still the same. Those are choipeta's papercraft, the chances of finding them is almost slim to none. Alot of people on PO/ board are looking for them as we speak. But chances are, they don't exist.

Chokipeta, actually: http://chokipeta.jp/
He works on commission a lot for the Japanese Dengeki DS Style games magazine (formerlry Dengeki Cube. The Zelda and Pokémon papercrafts were free bonuses for people who bought the magazines, but it was like 6-7 years back or something.
He sometimes works for websites (free Giant Robos at: http://gr-anime.com/downloads_pc.html
Numsekar from Front Mission 5 at http://www.square-enix.co.jp/fm/fm5/download/numsekar.html
and some from Front Mission 4 at http://www.square-enix.co.jp/fm/)
Sometimes they are gifts for when you buy a special edition from a game. Like the ones from the magazines, these are the ones that are hard to get (since they are pre-printed, and not in digital form unless someone scans them.
You can find Four Swords Link easy enough when you google for it, but you might have to google for Wind Waker Link papercraft, since 90% of the people mistake it for that one. ;)

As has already been said, full quality scans have been found of Chokipeta's pikachu, charmander, meowth balloon, and four swords Link. Someone also found thumbnails of the windwaker Link papercraft, and the head to the Megaman bust. I've posted them here after messing with them in Photoshop and doing a test build or two, but I still need to put them in a rar archive and put them on rapidshare or some other file uploader. I haven't gotten around to it yet, and I won't be able to be online for most of tomorrow, so I might take the time to arrange everything tomorrow, and try to upload it soon. The Megaman bust seems to be from the Megaman NT Warrior series, so Megaman has hair in the back.
