Stuff like this is ALWAYS on the product's website. It needs to be, else people would get mad "I didn't know it didn't support the file format I wanted give me back my money!!!"
http://www.tamasoft.co.jp/pepakura-en/productinfo/func5.html http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=7679012#section7 Professional softwares like Maya relies on 3rd party plugins to import and export various file formats. Some are included standard, others you can find all over the web.
But suspecting you're kinda new to 3D since you ask basic stuff like this: Maya is overkill. I mean, they used it for the special effects for the Spider Man movie, Pan's Labyrint etc: there are thousands of pro features that you don't need and will only make things more difficult for you. There are more suited softwares that also have the 5 features you need but not the thousands of others (Sketchup, Metasequoia, Milkshape and the list goes on) and that are much easier to use.
