The Legoman from that Megaman Legends game or somesuch. Go find a pic of him, and there's your answer, I'm pretty sure.

Is this Servbot 41 that was in the Dengeki G magazine?

I went and made one. The batteries to the digital camera are recharging, so a scan will have to do for now. You can pose the arms however you want to with this papercraft since all the pieces are closed before gluing them to another piece. It was pretty confusing even when I started translating a few of the kanji for clues.

Their nickname in the USA is legomen. I think they're closer to duplomen, personally.

From: http://www.cutnpastesf.com/
No instructions, sorry. It says on the site:
"This model was built for someone who very much into Lego, and wanted to use this in the large setup he was going to have at some show. I never built one afterwards yet, and so never kept one myself. I also never took pictures, so I can't offer any here. All you get is the parts. I'll say here though that there are moving parts. the legs and arms can move at the hips and shoulders, and the head can turn. Knowing that should at least help in identifying some parts."
