This Papercrafting crap is looking pretty damn cool. But where do I start? Everything I've seen so far looks rather...difficult.

try these web sites

easyness depends on motivation, find some thing you really wanna do and it should be easy. for me the wolf link modle was easy but i've seen othere people say its very difficult.

Thanks man...
More questions:
What kind of paper is best suitable for Papercraft?

When cutting out the parts, is it better to use scissors, or something like an exacto?

What glue works best? Just your average stick glue?

For paper, it's mostly personal preference. Most people use 110lb. paper though. If you want sturdier papercraft, you'll obviously use heavier paper.

Tools for cutting parts out is personal preference again. Use whatever you like better, but you'll probably find that you can go much faster with an X-acto.

No stick glue. Typical white Elmer's glue is fine.

for most of my papercrafts i have used regular printer paper, but for the ones i like more i use 90-110lbs cardstock. any glue will work just fine, i use elmers with a tooth pick to apply. cutting the things out i use Scissors, some use an exacto knife but its whatever your comfortable with.
