Hey /po/. A while back, some neighbors threw out a shitload of US-letter sized cardstock (2 1/2 inch high stack, fuck yeah!), and I saved it before the rain got through the plastic it was covered with.

The thing is, my printer sucks ass. Straight lines are shitty and it'll give up a quarter of the way through any section of solid color.

So, my question to /po/ is this: Got any nice non-colored papercraft?
>> Moony
lacking a printer, and having access only to a b/w printer at school, I've taken to just photoshopping out the color, then coloring it in with marker or colored pencil.

mmm...b/w templates...

try theese models from Canon site:
in this page there's a snowy owl(male): http://cp.c-ij.com/english/3D-papercraft/lucky/index.html

in the Animals page you can find his female and a polar bear...
You'll need to color just their eyes

you design papercraft and don't even have a printer?
>> Moony
well, not at the moment. At least not a working one x.x I've got two dead ones, if that counts for anything XD

What you need to do is go into your print settings and put it on the highest DPI. It slows down your print, but it won't quit on you.

Don't know if it is even possible to make it

check craigslist often to find a good working and ridiculously cheap newer printer too :)

Seconded, got a $50 scanner for $30.

I have a printer/scanner I have for 45 bucks. New. It only sucks when you first put ink in it. The scanner is pretty good too. I don't need high quality scans so it works good for me.

I wish. it's the actual print heads on both, but one is under warranty... only it will cost as much to ship it in for repairs as to buy a new one.
