They didn't magically become the owner of the papercrafts on the cd, and chamoo didn't magically become the owner of the D0G design just because she made a papercraft out of it. You can always try of course, it will work until somebody tells Valve about it. They won't immediately sue you, they will send you a "cease and desist" letter usually with an ultimatum, after which you do as they tell you and stop selling, because unlike them, you don't have 50,000 bucks handy to pay for your lawyers (if you do, there's no problem because you probably won't be selling papercrafts on the internet then...)
