Make simple model save as Google Earth 4 KMZ
Mind the four
there is another version
do not use that one
Use the one with a number in it
The number 4
Okay?
As you save your SIMPLE model as kmz4.
You will see a progress bar. After that is finished saving the SIMPEL model as kmz4 <- see the four?

Open pepakura
Preferably 2, dunno about 3 but pepakura 2 can open kmz files
but only kmz 4 files
See the four again?
KMZ4 files open in Pepakura 2
KMZ4 files save from the free sketchup so you dont need to pirate it. Waste of effort and time.

Now Pepakura 2 opened kmz4
Unfold it and rearrange the parts so they make sense and are easy to fold. Default is shit 99%

After that. Print, build.
Did the build go easy?
Prind the pdo as pdf with pdf printer software, GOOGLE THOSE.
Rar up the pdo.
Upload the rarred pdo
Post your pdf file with a link to the rarred pdo file
Congratulations super hero. You, are a nice guy now :)

Dunno, i prefer the blockyness of SU because curves are shit with paper.

Met try metasequoia or something. seems to have some followers here.

you can have 3d models with hard edges, but instruct the folder not to fold those folds, and it will come out round

and plus, if you are making a model, you should know what parts you want round/blocky and fold/not fold accordingly
