For all those WoW fans out there:

Steel Plate Helm

I'm having problems with textures, so it's just grey for now. Enjoy!

Letting Pepakura add "join numbers" can be very helpful to build the papercraft, and there's the option to have them outside the papercraft, instead of on the parts themselves, so it they don't show up on the model.
But when there's not enough room, they will still end up on the parts. It's what happened at nr. 11.
An easy fix to do yourself of course, just a tip because it's something that is often overlooked by new designers. It can be fixed manually afterwards, or you could anticipate these things when cutting up the model; you can see the angle the two parts need to make is so small, that the glueing flap is almost reduced to nothing (it's still okay for 1:1 scale models). When cutting it up a little differently, you can ensure enough room for a nice, big glueing flap and the numbering.
Other than that: /po/ likes new paper models, what's there to say? ;)
Texturing should be done on the 3D model, not in Pepakura itself, but without any more details, /po/ can't help you there, but maybe you can figure it out yourself anyway. ;)

Thanks for the tip!

My modeling programs aren't being cooperative, so when I have acces to a better one I'll update the craft.

Well if you like constructive criticism then here's another thing: the glueing flap at nr. 19 would be better situated at this part (it's on the opposite part right now) since this is the smallest part of the two. It's the same for the mirror part (nr. 14 of course).
Btw, I noticed some of the glueing flaps are angled more, this is good thinking when they attach to a very triangular part (else they would stick out). Is this a feature in the new version of Pepakura, or did you have to to this by hand afterwards?
