I have all the zelda twilight princess models.

I also have Autodesk3D and pepakura. if someone could teach me how to add textures in pepakura (I have the texture files) or to add them in Autodesk3D and import it into pepakura I'll upload the pages. Jut let me know.

In most 3D programs, you make a "material", then you link that material to your texture (usually a jpg, tga or some other image format) and tell the 3D program to apply that material to the "object" (the 3D model). Check the help files or google for a tutorial on whatever 3D program you use.
Also: Twilight Princess models are not very suited to make into paper models, you need to fix them and get rid of most of the detail first in the 3D program.

both the designer and the viewer have the "texture configuration..." inside one of the menus, choose the texture and that's it!
just be aware that the model must have the info about how the texture is aplied (not sure about it, try it anyway)
