You don't have to worry about the cardstock if you just use less glue. Using the tiniest bit will minimize warping, if not eliminate it entirely. It looks good for a first, so nice job. =)
Try to pull the paper taut when you're gluing it, so that stuff like the dispenser door at the bottom and the gray belt at the top aren't as warped.
Good job not leaving a lot of glue marks or fingerprints. It's better than I would've done, in that aspect. The only one I noticed was near the meter screen, and that was only when I looked at the picture zoomed in.
I'd say something about hiding the tabs better in the cylinders and circular parts like the tank on the side, but that can be pretty tough. I would just say plan ahead of time and try to glue them so that the stuff facing the front has the tabs hidden better than its backside.
