Hello, /po/. I don't usually make requests, but a friend has asked me to make her a Charizard for her birthday. I made the one we already have, and, no offense to Jupiter Corp., doesn't look as great as I want it to. I was just wondering (with the recent stream of Pokemon crafts) if anyone was working on a better Charizard, and if so, could we see some progress? Picture is the Jupiter Corp. Charizard.

Hideous. If I knew how to 3D model (read: stopped watching MST3K and tried to do something in Milkshape), I'd try to roll one out.

Don't want to start two threads, so...

...she also asked me to make this Inuyasha papercraft. I need help figuring this out. Picture shows where the head connects to his hair, but there's no place for his bangs to go. Anyone done this before and can you help me?

No place to put this part.

Wait, after looking at it a bit more, I think it glues directly onto the head. I think...

Yes, most anime girl models do that for some unbeknown reason.

See these four parts at the mid-bottom that are blue? What the heck does that make? Some kind of blue pole, obviously, but I don't see one in the finished picture.

Here's the finished picture. Also,

Yeah, we need a nice epic Charizard model, breathing fire or something.
I'm sure Red Yoshi will get around to it when he gets the crucifix out of his ass.

Has anyone else made this before? I've got all but one of the body parts built (the one I haven't seems to be the bottom) and I still can't figure out what goes where. This is confusing. Going to bed for tonight, I probably won't have much time to work on it this week, but I'll do all I can.

hmm, i think i'll make this tomorrow for someone i know. these other pictures should be helpful: http://browse.deviantart.com/artisan/origami/?order=9&q=inuyasha

in your pic, obviously the stuff on the right are the arms and legs. the ones on the left are the body. going down:

#1 & #5 should be the chest and back
#6 = waist
#2 & 3 = jockstrap

i think the bottom part of #1 wasn't supposed to go there, and it and #4 make the inner part of the sleeve.

the blue stuff on other page = sword sheath

Thanks. I'll look this over when I start building. Pictures did help, too!

3 is the front of the shirt i think i cant tell from this angle, 8 should be the back, the two pieces below 8 are the waist (the smaller one is the front, bigger is the back) 4 i cant tell what part that is from this angle, 1-2 is part or the shirt

Woah. You're awesome! Now when I get more free time, I should be able to complete this.
