FUCK YEAH /po/ I DID ITMUH FIRST SKETCHUP AND PAPERCRAFT MODELSo, with this done, I might as well share my thought on the whole deal in hope you'll get what little experience I got and have a fast start.First of all, the concept was shit easy. Anyone could do it. I still don't understand how there are still only few who do this. The house.. thing.. was built after watching the first SketchUp video tutorial on their site, I got the hang of the basics I guess, if all I'm gonna do is fix ripped models from games I hope that'll be enough. What mainly disappointed me about Pepakura is that if you're not having a lot of experience from trial and error [I suppose], you're gonna get really hard papercraft templated. A lot of the tabs were blocked by one another, some parts didn't even have any tabs, so I used a lot of tape there. But heck, it surprised me that the unfolding process was all automated so whatever. I'm sure it won't be that long until I can fix the template through Pepakura. So yeah, I really mean it when I say all of you should step up and do it if you've done at least 10 builds that gave you a hard time. If there's something that's stopping you from doing it except lack of time, question or anything, ask here and I/someone experienced will give the answer.
