>>56462 The trick is not to import complex models in Pepakura as one model, but rather to make seperate Pepakura files for instance when you're working on a character one pdo for the legs, one for the torso, one for the arms, one for the head and so on. That way, it will be much easier to work in Pepakura, meaning that when you're trying to set a cut edge to a specific edge on the torso, your view won't be obscured by another bodypart so you can't see what you're doing. I found this very helpful.
