A simple/silly question.

I ran out of computer paper and don't want to waste my ink.

(random picture i found in my /Po/ folder <_<)

So can I walk into a fedex/kinko's and request them to print it out for me?

And if so, what do I do? come in and hand them a USB/CD of the chosen model and they'll print it out?

Or they can only just enlarge it and such?

I dunno if it works in the US but in germany you can go to the next copyshop an print it out there.

Yes, you can print it, but I don't know if they do flashdrives, or CDs, I only know of them doing floppies. Might be worth a try.

Also, enjoy your outrageous prices.
I suggest going to a smaller, lesser-known printshop, since they usually have better prices and value your patronage more.

My kinko's accepts CDs, floppies, zip drives, and DVD's. I typically only go when I need something huge printed though – as my 400% scale-up (200% since I am using the 200% version) of Urashiman's highwind.

yeah i was wondering this myself as i was thinking about bringing some of the bigger models witha lot of color to a kinkos, namely chamoos cerberus (so much black ink), howls moving castle (the harder version), and urashimans highwind, i just dont know what the cost would be : /

My highwind cost $40 to print out all the sheets 24x48" cardstock at kinko's, if that is any guage of cost. But my dad's company also has all sorts of special discounts and packages with fedex, so I got a good deal off too by using those.

Look for a "reprographic" shop in your yellow pages or online. They will usually have much better prices than Kinko's; the shop I'm at is $4/psf, and Kinko's is about $7/psf. They can always enlarge whatever image you have, but I wouldn't suggest going beyond 200% just because of how pixellated it could get. If you can re-draw the image with a program like Corel Draw or Adobe Illustrator, you could save it as an EPS or other vector-based image and they could scale it to whatever size you wanted with no image quality loss.
