.lzh is a compression file, like .zip or .rar, but less used. Hell, there are like hundreds of obscure compression files out there. Tugzip can handle it: http://www.tugzip.com/
And usually what I do when I find a file I don't know how to handle is looking it in wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/.lzh
Not your best choice for this kind of stuff, but I lost the link to that site that has info of thousands of file extensions...
