I'm probably going to be making Sack Boy next, possibly tonight. I actually really want LBP, even though most people my age think it's stupid. Just so damn awesome looking.

12:10:xx AM, 17 October 2008 - I finally glued the last piece to the main Weighted Companion Cube, and it can now be declared finished. I even managed to make the little slit things in the sides work!

there have been for a while now.
the helmet is only 32cm in size though, a bit too small to actually wear. It's fun to build and looks neat when done.
just be prepared to makeshift some tabs or something to get the face, top of the head, and sides to glue together. those weren't rendered in for the final product.
I'll post the .pdo when I get home.

Quick question for you experienced people...

what weight (g/m2) cardstock do you use? and for what kind of projects, such as

Mecha
Natural/people (things with curves)
high detail/lots of poly's
big projects/ tall
regular simple projects

thanks in advance

110 lb Cardstock. You can buy 150 sheets of it at Wal-Mart(if you're amerikkan) for 5 bux.
I myself prefer cute anime girl models and mecha for my main projects.
high poly can be a pain when you're starting. try keeping it low poly for a bit.
bigger projects=bigger parts=easier to work with
hope that helps.
