I'm working on a paper house, how can I design it in a way that I won't have to use glue at all!

Please help me out ASAP anon!

My way might be somewhat unconventional, but here's how I've done it.

-Quick sketch in 3D software of your choice.
-Import to pepakura designer.
-Unfold, then copy development into clipboard.
-Paste in e.g. photoshop.
-Change all the flaps to the side they are supposed to be glued to.
-Copy development again, new layer in photoshop,
50% opacity.
-Change the size of one of the opposed flaps.

tl;dr
Have flaps everywhere, one of the opposed ones shorter than the other so you can cut into the longer one and insert the short.

Here's the finished testbuild of my creation btw.

hey! that's actually a great idea!
download sketchup
see the first tutorials (no more than 20 minutes needed)
sketch your house
export it as a google earth 4 format
open with pepakura designer
unfold button
reorder parts to avoid overlapping faces
when you are ready to print your PAPERCRAFT select the flap button again, and as you may already know, if you hover the mouse over an edge, you will see that a green arrow shows you were is that flap supponsed to go, be sure to put an aditional flap everywere an original flap should go
now, you'll have double flaps everywere.
print it
when you cut it, you'll have to cut the middle of a flap and the other middle of the other flap.
fold all the flaps to the inside and try to hang every flap to his adjacent flap. (I hope my explanation was good enough)
