Like I said, the reason why it almost doesn't look like a papercraft is because the guy did a whole lot of work on it after building it from the template. Lots of touching up on the white edges you normally see (or maybe he just spray painted it entirely or something). Just read http://home.tiscali.nl/ponytail/Wheels-page02/FW26-Wheels.html to see how some people make paper wheels... To get results like this, just cutting, scoring and glueing isn't enough. I have to say, I never sandpapered my papercrafts... I don't know of any construction pictures, but on the grip there's some evidence: the grip is a dificult part since it curves in many ways, and you can clearly see some of the seams of the parts.
