Hey, /po/. I just constructed the four Links from Foursword adventures, and I was wondering if /po/ has or knows of a stand that would fit all four, or preferably, all four of them and a Triforce on a pedestal. Pic related, it's them on my pool table.

I just have them all on my computer desk. You could probably devise some sort of Four Swords backdrop if you want to.
>> GoblinGuy
Mine are just laying around/on top of other crafts.>>138207

A stand would be nice.

If these are as they look, and the same size of a common gashapon. This would do perfectly. It's what I display my gashapons in.

Great work. BTW

Don't have a digicam but I made this platform without the pillar (and without the big Link) it's quite big and now they are fighting each other arena style. ;) It's from http://members.home.nl/saarloos/zeldamodels.htm#SSBM%20adult%20Link but if you want it you can't download it seperately right now you have to get the RapidShare with all the files.

does /po/ have the model sheets of the four links for me?

Hey again, /po/.... thanks for reminding me of the ninjatoes stand... I tweaked it a bit, and it turned out bloody perfect. so in build order...
Thanks to chokipeta? for the links
Thanks to Ryo007 for the triforce
Thanks to Ninjatoes for the stand.

I'll post the edited pages after the pics of the model

if anyone builds this, put several coins, I think pennies are the right size, into the pillar. it'll make the top a bit concave so the front-heavy links don't topple off. that's why I'm having to pile coins onto the pedestal itself.

and page 3.. page 4 stays the same, so if you have the original file, use that

Scenery is always awesome when you have a couple of models from the same theme.

Usually I print out a big background that fits the model, like a whole page for a cup-sized model, then curve it around the models as a background. If it's in grass or something like that, I'll add cut-outs of grass in front and behind the models or if it's something bigger, like a tree, then make a tree model or something.

>> Anonymous
sorry the lined version was the only one I found, but glad I could help.
>> Kenaz
Gosh! It's so nice! The Big Link!!!!!! Now, we just need the lineless version....
Is it possible to link the website where you found this version?
>> Skelekitty
The PDF was cracked earlier this week, and you're going to have to wait a couple of days to get the un-lined version - it took a total of keys 3,397,386,240 to decrypt the lined Big Link.

I'm half way there :)

It took about 3 days continuously, using about 98% of my CPU.

I lost a days work yesterday because there was a blackout here and the program's auto-backup failed.
So hopefully by tomorrow we'll have the un-lined Big Link.

BTW, does anyone know what happened to the original thread?
>> Anonymous
thanks for the answer and thanks for the link xDD

if anything get to hapen to this thread could you send the un lined version to mmy mail xD? ... its Darthcarris@gmail.com

thanks :P !!!xD

Don't worry, once I crack it, I'll post Big Link in a separate thread - that way if "someone" gets the thread deleted again it won't affect anything else.

And once it gets posted, at least 50 people will download it immediately, so it''l be out there, and all you need to do is ask.

Also, in future, I suggest that you don't post your email in a thread like that -
1. there is an allocated space for your email address, and
2. there are assholes on the internet ... nasty stuff :(

So is that Icthus's model? Since it says "by 47 HRUN"?
Also, as you /po/eple know, the N64 game developers used "tricks" to get the best out of the N64. So parts you never get to see aren't modeled.
What I mean is, Link doesn't have an arse underneath his tunic, his legs just "float" underneath his tunic. How is this solved in this papercraft? From the looks of it, it looks like it was directly made into a papercraft after extracting the model from the game, and I don't think the designer made an arse or something to attach the legs to?? Any ideas? Or are we just going to have to try to make an arse ourselves?

So... what was the password for the PDF?
>> Skelekitty
>>144156
No password was retrieved - it was just encrypted.
>> Anonymous
he make a point... how are we going to put his legs and everything together xD..... BUT remember the picture... its an already craft big link.... :D so probably it can be done with that pdf ;) xD
>> Anonymous
>>144262so probably it can be done with that pdf ;) xD
You'd be surprised since the general public found out about Pepakura how many papercrafts get released "unfinished" as in not just print->cut->build but more like print->cut->find out there's something wrong with it and then you either get frustrated and give up, or you get frustrated and try to fix it yourself. I'm part of the first group. ;)

lol XDDDD

well i would know because i have only crafted young link from ninjatoes site.. xDD with the instructions and all :P

Anyone know why the big link threads keep getting deleted I went to look at the new one and it was already gone.
