not a stencil. too many islands in it.

you need to get rid of any enclosed areas of white since you re gonna be cutting out the black parts.

lol, why would you need to adjust brightness and contrast? you're cutting it out. Also, MSpaint is plenty for adding bridges.

heres a quick tutorial on stenciling

go to http://www.spraypaintstencils.com/stencilstutorials.html to learn how to make the stencils. once thats done

just print your stencil whatever size you want on regular printer paper. if you want to make giant stencil or giant wheatpastes, get a poster making program like posterazor or rasterbator - just google them, theyre free and portable or you can use it online.

using those programs you can make stencils in excess of 50 ft if you want, it'll just take forever to cut.

get yourself some posterboard from walmart or wherever, i use this posterboard called ghostline - its easy to cut and pretty durable and super cheap - like 2 bucks for 4 sheets.

get some spray adhesive and glue your image to the posterboard, cut out the black parts. i use a number 1 xacto knife for the straighter parts, a number 2 xacto knife for the detail work..

once its cut, go to where you want to throw the stencil. spray your spray adhesive on the back of your stencil and let it dry a little so it'll stick the the wall. this method makes for cleaner lines when spraying.

i use a rusto fat cap on my spray paint for my stencils cause it lets out alot more paint evenly and faster since time is important.

then there you go, you have a stencil painted

It doesn't need to be reworked if you know how to use adhesives. If you don't, any good stenciling tutorial can tell you how. Also, I still say it's better to make your own bridges, because then you'll have an idea of how your stencil is going to hold up. While you did a great job, I would have fewer and smaller bridges, just because of personal preference. But seriously, great job.

Speaking of which, you'll never create your own preferences if you're always asking for people on /po/ to bridge/get your artwork for you. Stenciling, even though it's duplicating images in another medium, (or creating your own instead of ripping off Banksy) is still an individualized art form.

That being said, these stencil dumps are still cool because it's good inspiration. But could we get some higher quality images going on? The next person to post one of those bullshit copypastas from the Facebook group loses my respect. Ever heard of quality and size reduction?

tl;dr

Nice work, looks good.
Dump higher quality/original images.
