Remove the dashes.
Results:
??????: 65 hits on Google.
????: 65,900 hits on Google.

Now, what about quality of hits? Well, no matter which you search for, you get garbage results. But the king of garbage results?

????????

If you want false positives, call it pepakurafuto.

Sage for more asinine trolling.
This is not a constructive topic.
It provides no models, and just incites a flamewar.

Go back to wherever you came from.

You guys still have it wrong:

???????? (actual japanese spelling)

I'm a professional interpreter; ???????? is correct by my references, I can't recall if any of my clients have used the term, my work is usually business negotiations anyway. I found /po/ a couple weeks ago when I started into this hobby, but really...
I was working up to offer some of my services here, but after witnessing how low you people scrape on the social and mental scales...
This is my last post here, goodluck with yourselves and however long this messageboard lasts. I'm looking into PapermodelsII and Cardmodels.net.

ROFL.
So a professional interpreter just happens to stumble by in time to see this thread? What are the chances?
FAIL.

Those aren't dashes, they're japanese 'prolonged vowel marks' they do for vowels what "little tsu" does for consonants. Don't post shit unless you actually took some Japanese lessons.

they were probably LURKING MAOR like newdykes should, it's what I did for a couple months two years back. Also, I verify her statement.

didn't we have this argument already?

jesus give it a rest already...

Thanks for the ... what do you call it, uh, Japanese characters. Even though it may/may not work, I'll put it alongside searches from now on just to be safe. Sage though, because I doubt people want to see this thread.

Does no one get that this is not a japanese word? that it is an english word spelled with japanese characters? pepa=paper kurafuto=kraft
seems pretty simple to me.
>> Pixel-Kakashi
>>115604
Yup, that's what I say, and people just don't understand that "Pepakura" is the name of the computer program, not the name of the craft itself.
>> tohru-kun !hPvy9MQFoc
>>115607
actually both arguments are correct.
"Pepkurafuto" is the japanese pronunciation of Papercraft.
Whereas Pepakura is both the name of the program and an abbreviated version of "Pepakurafuto"
now hopefully this argument will never arise again.
