<3 large format printers. Anonymous
From dead thread. Have fiancee who works at Kinkos doing large format prints. She's willing to make one very large (60 inches x ???) papercraft. Post what you would like to be made, keep it simple-ish cause she doesn't want to print too many pages. Will post pics when finished.

It would almost have to be something with lots of small parts for structural reasons – otherwise, even with loads of cardboard supports, it would sag or even collapse.

My insanity says highwind.
My other insanity says EVA-01
My sanity says EVA-01's rifle.
My love for all things fanatsy scenic says to print out an rpg house or something in 1:1 scale and put it ontoo carboard backing for movie settery or playhousery! Make babies and you get more excuse for it!

Winrar. not saying it'll be life-size. But it will be a very large snake in a box. Really wanted to do that whistle thing though, just too much paper.

Nah, in one day, there's about 3 pages worth of new posts. Easy to keep up with the new stuff. It is sad that there isn't a big fanbase for papercraft here on 4chan.

Hurr, that didn't really answer how many. Whoops. It's hard to estimate, but there's probably about 70 or so people total. There have been many creators, helpers, idiots, and trolls over the 7 months I've been here.

What are you going to do with your (almost?) lifexsize snake in a box? You should try to convince the Kinkos where your fiancee works to display a large papercraft like you're making now in the window as advertising. People will love it. ;)

Agree'd. Lifesize Weighted Companion Cube would be the best thing ever.

I would agree. If you follow the writing patterns/spelling/grammar of the posters, their productivity/work style, and use of names/reknown – I would too estimate the main posting body of /po/ as 65 to 75 people, and probably twice that number in lurkers and transient posters. It seems the transient posters peak through late September to mid December, when we seem to get the higest concentrations of people calling for masks, pyramid heads, gift objects, and holiday decorations.

As for the "uber-craft," the snake-in-a-box does sound neat, it did not occur to me before, but from an onternal support angle, you could not get much better than a box and blocly legs. That super mario mushroom might also prove neat.

snake in a box is the best papercraft to ever grace /po/ so it is only natural to do the super large version with this golden opportunity.

I do, but I had to scale it down to upload it... I don't know where you can download the LARGE version (its 2550x3300 each page) but here you go this ones...

sorry for scaling them so much, but considering how easy is it to build, i conisdered that you were most likely to print both pages in one sheet, so this size is still good enough...
enjoy them!
