I use Bootcamp. Although it's a hassle to restart your computer every time, it works just fine. You do need a copy of Windows XP SP2/Vista though.

Parallels my god no argh don't use it.
VMWare Fusion is so much better unless you've got a 5GHz computer and still don't mind a lagfest.
