yes, use cardstock, take your time and be VERY precise, and possibly spray with a thin coat of varnish when done, so your spit doesn't warp it.

liquid resin would work, if you paint it on thinly. if you try dipping, the paper will soak and warp before it hardens.

okay, attach A and B first, let dry, possibly use the varnish/laquer on A before you close, then do the rest of the assembly. if you do it precisely, you will get a very clear, rich tone from blowing along B, A will vibrate and make the noise, and the sides will resonate for a rich tone. All the holes should be cut out prior to any assembly, it's easier that way, and those are the finger holes to play different notes.

Also, an ocarina is any hollow object (originally a gourd) that makes noise by blowing in one hole (adjusted at a proper angle to make vibrations) and using the other finger holes to change notes

You fold B mountain fold, then glue the printed part on the darker square bit so that more than half of B is not glued to anything? And you fold A mountain fold too, and put it exactly the same only on the inner side?

I apologize. Most ocarinas I've seen had the angled bit on the inside, so I thought B was just to make sure you blew in the right direction.

The reed (parts a and b) seems to be a bit malformed. After a bunch of tweaking, I got it to play a few notes... but any notes higher than the first few in the scale just end up being hissing air. Someone with musical instrument knowledge needs to redesign the mouthpiece.

You might need to regulate the flow. Too low and it will not sound, too much and it might not either. Depending on the number of holes covered, you need to change your rate of breathing.

It's quite difficult on the smaller ocarinas.
