How big? Pixel-kakashi !!m4QWeHOOFBy
You guys know how I like to make my models really big, right? and when I release them, many people complain about the size, so I ask /po/, How big shoul I make this Polywhirl model?

I was planing 25 cm or so, but I want your opinion.
>> Anonymous
somewhere between 8cm and 15cm
since thats how big most of my other /po/kemons are
>> GoblinGuy
Poliwhirl is my brother's favorite.

>>140559
I agree with this. Huge is nice, but it takes up wayyyy too much shelf space.
>> Pixel-kakashi !!m4QWeHOOFBy
Very well, I'll make it 15 cm height and I'll make a 30 cm version for me.

Yeah, 30mm sounds alright.

well good luck with that.

Make it about the size of a CD jewel case.
/thread.
Release the fucking Poliwhirl now, plz.

Bump!
>> altega
I think the size about 12 - 15 cm is proper size of Pokemon papermodel.
>> Psycomega
Poliwhirl was/is one of my favorites.
I'd say somewhere around 15 cm is good, but I'd still enjoy a large one.

about 15 to 20 is good, but make them as big as you please, pixel-kakashi. Your papercraft are *always* so well crafted and look fantastic, I'm just glad to have them, at any size.
>> Anonymous
i choose 15.cm
>> Pixel-Kakashi !!m4QWeHOOFBy
Ok, I don't think I'll release it today, I'm working on something else that you¡ll see later.

It's already unfolded, I just need to rearrange the parts so they don't take up many sheets, but the file is at my home computer and I'm at work now.

Thanks! You're the best!

Also I was wondering, how do you get rid of all the adjacent isolated edges? Pepakura doesn't merge them all and they mess up unfolding most of the time by adding more pieces than necessary. Do you use another program to edit the models like Wings3D? Or maybe I just have shitty models.
>> Pixel-Kakashi !!m4QWeHOOFBy
>>141454
That's exactly what I do, I edit them first in Wings3D and then open them in Pepakura.

By the way, this is my next project

Would you mind telling me how you fix the edges in Wings3D? I've been trying to figure out how to but I haven't yet.

I'm trying to learn modeling with only Sketchup now to convert 3DS to use in Pepakura, I wish there was a good guide to go by. Trying to get 3DS Max now, I hope it's easier in that
