So, I found this document on how to build a hexaflexagon. I tried making one, and it was... confusing.First time I made it, I taped it wrong so instead of being 6 blue and 6 red, it was 5 blue/1 yellow and 5 red/1 yellow. It folded around all nifty-like, and I managed to get it so that I could get all six of one color on a side (managed to get all blue, red, yellow, purple, and orange, never did figure out how to make it all greens).Then I took it apart and retaped it, and then saw where I messed up before. Now it starts off as 6 reds and 6 blues like it's supposed to, but I can't figure out how to do anything with it. Supposedly one can get it from any one color to any other in "five flips or less", though I don't quite understand what defines a "flip"... I'm so confused. Please help me, /po/. ;_;
bump for help?

I remember doing this when I was 14 to decorate math classroom. Heh, memories :]
When I was a kid, I had an MC Echer/Flexagon book. I wish I still had those.
