I still wish my scanner wasn't a piece of spit so I coulda done that in the resolution and size it deserves plus I never used the thing for photos only work documents so I bet that didn't help . . . right now my scanner is capoot and I'm not in the financial position to do anything about it

Every other week I see requests for more chokipeta and it really pains me to know I have one here which I promised to my dear /po/ in January but know that it is safe and mint waiting for a scanner to come along

Why don't you go to a copying/scanning store, and have it done there for a small fee? If its the Charmander you have....I'd love to see it. ;o;

Thank you for your efforts though, Rancid, and good luck!

Well that's not a bad idea I'll look into it in the mean time here's something to wet your appetite

Nice! But it looks like the magazine printed it on the same flimsy glossy paper as the rest of the magazine?? I'd imagine they'd use some thicker cardstock for these bonus models! This way, it's better even to scan it first then print it on cardstock...
>> Rancid Cheese
Yeah, I actually printed the scan of the Pikachu on card and kept the original in one piece for that same reason (as well as rescanning in the future)

fucking hurry up and post that charmander

Can't wait!

I feel like trying to vector something. If someone has small versions of any of these I could give it a whirl. I've never vectored a papercraft mind you, but I'd like to try.

You sir...it..thing..don't deserve to get this papercraft for that 'tude of yours. The gentleman Rancid Cheese is doing us a service in providing this awesome papercraft for us.

Rancid, don't listen to this impatient thing. Take your time to release Charmander properly. I'm waiting patiently for him. ^_^

I would have hoped that my original post made clear my current situation and that purchasing a scanner to /po/st up charmander has had to take a back seat to silly things like eating and having electricity in my house, going to a copy store seems like a good idea and I am looking into it. Also I would like to clarify (not that anyone has said it) I did not post that photo of the template for bragging rights or to taunt you but to prove my sincerity and show that I wasn't full of BS about actually having it . . .

It's exactly why I *never* post any previews of my work/tell anybody when/if I'm working on a new papercraft. "P" in /po/ doesn't stand for patience...
(yes yes, I know it stands for papercraft)

>>41531"P" in /po/ doesn't stand for patience...
which is rather ironic since patience is the most important thing to make your papercrafts come out looking good
>> Extremely bored !OWteLghTV.
I stopped posting on /po/ because of all the impatient people, and the stupid requests, and the requests for things that were on the 2nd page, etc, etc... I'm still lurking, but /po/ has really hit bad times in the last month.

Whatever you do, scan it at better resolution than the crappy Pikachu one was scanned at.
