>>170118 That IS the beauty of holes on templates: if you don't want there to be a hole, there won't be on the paper; but I think it would be prudent to put a note about it on the template, because most /po/eple will see it as something that needs to be cut out I think. (it's the same thing with how you will attach the hinges for the arms: it would be easier to remove the holes I think, especially because now sometimes the hole will be split in half so you can't tell it's not supposed to be a hole anymore). And I don't know if the Portal modelers got lazy, but the middle part seems unfinished? the inside of the "cradle" that holds the barrel isn't there. It's a part you probably don't see much in the game, and because in the game, the backside of the polygons will be black too, you don't notice it, but in paper, it will be white. Unless you print it on colored cardstock. (there is a text option in Pepakura, you can use it to add notes, I think since this has many things that are "a bit different" than your usual template, it would be worth it to put your notes and thoughts about it on the template) There are a lot of things you can easily overlook, especially if you only spent one afternoon on it yet. If you look at it again after not thinking about it for a while, you might start seeing things you got an idea for to do it differently. Good luck!
