Did anyone ever find this model? I remember seeing it on here a while back but I can't recall if the teplates were ever posted.

Templates were posted, and then there was an eternity of posts afterward about how they'd been scanned in 2 parts, and would never fit together properly to make a finished model. I never saw confirmation on whether it would work or not.

Well idealy, you'd print out the front image, then put that page back into the printer and print the back image on the reverse side of the original image. In a perfect world, the two would line up. But as they said in>>37219, the two images don't line up.
I think you'd be just fine printing the front images, and using the back images for reference.
