Well done, I'm sure lots of people will like this model!
What I usually do with big models like this one, though, is to make seperate 3D (and thus Pepakura) files for the arms, legs, the head, torso and stand (or whatever way you want to seperate the model parts in). Usually, it will be much easier to work with the model in Pepakura this way (you'll have a much better view on all the parts you'll need to set cut/fold edges to).
Also, there seems to be a lot of red lines where there shouldn't be (hands, head, stand) that usually indicate that the polygons aren't connected properly. Did you already fix these? If not, you probably will be missing some gluing tabs, so don't forget to add those manually!
Keep it up!

How will we print this? There's one huge part in the top left that's 5 pages wide; to shrink it so it fits on 1 page means you would have to scale it 1/5th of how big it is now, and at the bottom it says it's 40 cm high now; so that would be 8 cm high then and that's a little small to build the small parts I see.
Maybe you should cut up the bigger parts more so they fit on one page so you can keep this scale?

They're tips to help you, we don't know if you already know this stuff or not, so we just tell you anyway just in case. ;o)
Just post it AFTER you're finished, not BEFORE, else we WILL keep assuming you're in need in help and keep posting helpful tips, since we figure that's why you post it here when it's not finished yet.
