I've heard of such amazing things about Tiger. I should have a copy of it too, because my boyfriend and I were going to buy it to update our OS'es. We made this decision before it was even released. He then changed his mind, forced me to keep going along on 10.2.8, and well, now I'm going to kill him...slowly.
And the real fun is that he has 10.3, and he complains to me about the problems he has now that his version isn't the new shiny one anymore.
So now Apple is talking about releasing Leopard next year, so I guess we're waiting on that now. His sister has an iBook now, so if he changes his mind, it doesn't matter, I ask her if she wants a new shiny OS instead.
The reason why we were going to buy the OS together was because the family pack Apple sells allowed for 5 licences for $300. The single version was $50 less.
Long winded way of saying I have Jaguar, but, uh, yeah.
