Fellow blenderhead here.

What's your problem?

Do you have the Subsurf modifier and the "Set Smooth" on?

Exit edit mode?
Set OBdata to center?

I'm working it out, managing to make general 3D models after an hour's worth of playing with it.
But, how do I subdivide faces? I had issues last night trying to make a simple pagoda.
Also, when exporting to pepakura as a .obj, I can't add textures. How can I amend this?

At one point I made an effort to try to learn how to use blender, and I found this helpful:

Just found this:
http://www.delta3d.org/filemgmt_data/files/5_Intro%20Blender%20Mesh%20Modeling-Edges.pdf
Give it a look.

On the texture-export note, it's really better to export as .3ds. [Fixes some duplicated vertex data problems that mess up the unfolding process]
After clicking file > export > .3ds remember to click the texture and UV buttons on the little menu that pops up.

No button pops up for 3ds. Only when I tried the obj did it pop up.
Another thing.. when I export a subsurf'd model as either obj or 3ds, the model at level 1 subsurf, pepakura always shows it with too many faces. Solutions, anon?

Also, I can subdivide with no problem, same with working edges/vertices/faces.

Did you apply the suburf before exporting?

Ok... explain just what your problem is, what your designing, and what's your favorite color.
Full screen screenshots are nice too.
