Pic related.
go to Home Deopt and buy fiberglass resin, add bondo for the holes, sand it down, and paint it, MC color is called Olive Drab, or Military Green. I'm in the process of doing that.

y'know, I sent my recon over to my friend who does that stuff for a LIVING, and he only got as far as the first layer. Haven't seen it since :C

I think he secretly finished it up and uses it for paintball now.

any that zip the files
>> Nomad !!jG6ZvayWdrD
sorry cant seem to hide a zip in a jpeg
>> Anonymous
>>187759
1. Get your .rar file and put it in the same directory as a jpeg picture (c:\hidden is a good place to put it)
2. Open up a command prompt by clicking Start/Run and typing “cmd” and click ok.
3. In the DOS window, type “cd c:\hidden” to navigate to the folder
4. Type “copy /b input.jpg + input.rar ouput.jpg
(where input jpeg is the picture you want to show, input.rar is the file you want to hide and output.jpg will be the name of the new combined file)

Geez do none of you READ... You can't hide a ZIP file in a JPEG..Yes you can hide a RAR file in a jpeg (not a ZIP) which is what I did earlier in this post...

Question, how are you guys going about the fiberglass resin part? just dipping it in? brushing it on in layers? I'd love more details if at all possible.
>> Anonymous
Nice i just got done with my scout helmet im working on the body armor now
>> Nomad !!jG6ZvayWdrD
Basically paint it on in layers. Start with the edges that you glued together first. Give it some strength. then start brushing it on. As it dries you put on more coats till it where you want it. I do about 3 or 4 coats then sand off any excess or drip spots then I do the inside if possible. Let that dry then I put bondo over that, about 1/2 cm thick and then sand that to smooth and shape the piece the way I want it to look, adding bondo to places if needed. Trust me you don't want to dip a paper thing in a vat off polyurethane. I then go about hot gluing or riveting things on like straps or you can even drill out holes for led lights and what not.
