Any thing you want can be a stencil. Read a very, very basic tutorial here: http://paperworks.wikidot.com/faqmakestencil
That means you can use this image. It's not too hard. You can do it several ways. 1) Just print and cut this image on whatever you normally use for stencils. I use plastic so I can reuse, but if it's a quick and dirty job, cardstock or even printer paper work. Cut it out, obviously, but don't worry about islands. Save all of them. Once you're ready to paint, spray the back with a spray adhesive and let it sit for a few minutes. Now the back should just be tacky. Apply the stencil to your medium and spray. This requires knowing how it all went together, obviously. Once you're done, just take the stencil off. Easy, right?
2) Print onto a sticker of some sort. Vinyl one-time stencils look amazing, if the art is good. Then you can either cut it out now or once it's on your medium, which means your medium has to be something you can cut on. You'll probably ruin your knife, but using a cheap and easy to sharpen knife fixes this. Peel the unwanted area, spray, and peel the rest off after. Alternate 2) Put a square of masking tape on your medium, draw/put the design on, and do the same as above. It's a much cheaper way to do this step, that can look just as good.
tl;dr Google "Alice in Wonderland" and learn how to use spray adhesive.
