A few that "Join adjacent isolated edge" won't fix: the very tip of the blade, and on the two guards of the hilt (left and right).
Also the way it is now, the blade isn't actually attached to the hilt, but I guess that's why it's a WIP. ;)
IMHO: the thing is way too detailed. I guess you're planning on doing it 1:1, but the more folds you have to make, the more chance you mess up/don't make the fold perfect and it might end up really bad, especially since most of it is just to create small ridges; it may not seam too difficult in 1:1 scale, but it's trickier than most people think to fold and make sure everything lines up perfectly so it will look good; you'll be very happy when you finish building a model like this (if you didn't give up in the process because it's so tedious...). If that too is part of the WIP: I recommend creating the illusion of depth with just texturing, and only making the really big details 3D. Anyway, whatever you decide, good luck!
