This kind of papercraft is called modular origami. Each module is a triangle shape that can be put together to form the larger structure. Most models are made of hundreds of these things.

There are many websites about modular origami, but it appears that English not the OP's first language, so I don't know how helpful that might be. I'm pretty sure the Japanese name for modular origami is kusudama.
