>>Is it wearable ?
Unless you make it around your head, i don't think.

Actually, I've checked out the model, if you scale it right you should be able to make it wearable.

If you'll be able to SEE inside that thing, I don't know.

Before making a 22 pages papercraft, i wanted to know if it was great enough and see if it come out well.

The model is scaled to be wearable, so you don't need to mess with that. If anything, that might be a bit big. I don't know of any better model for it. The only finished pics I have feature a friend of mine, so I'm not gonna post them w/out his permission. The 3d model is pretty accurate, though. Also, you won't be able to see out of it the way it is.
Download link is in /rs/.

Back with further advice. The two pieces on page 2 aren't quite symmetrical. there are also a couple small triangles missing on the sidemost spikes. Basically, if you're looking for a quick model, this probably isn't the best thing. If you want a nice, finished one, I'd say make one at 50% or so, get a feel for what to look out for in the final model. Then make it full scale and paint it and everything to cover up custom-made pieces.

By the way, don't be worried about having to make a couple custom pieces. The model gives you the surrounding pieces, so it's just a matter of filling the gap with a triangle.

Thanks you for you advices.

But i don't get why there should be parts that have to be custom-made : on the viewer the 3D model seems flawless, so why the actual thing can't be similar ?

Yeah, I don't know what happened. In Pepakura, the piece is there, but on paper, it isn't. It isn't on the page view in Pepakura either. And it's not just that it was there and I missed it, my friend couldn't find it when he made his. It really isn't a big deal to fix though. It's just a slim triangle. If you don't want to have to do any painting, you could just print out any extra piece and cut it out of the black part. Or just color it with a sharpie. Whatever works. I'm not trying to talk you out of making the model, though. It's not a spectacular papercraft, but it's serviceable. Use the thickest paper you can, since it's big. Make a test model. You should be fine from there.
