Hmm. so i've been doing this origami model for a couple hours and i get to this step.

This time, he crossed the line.

No offense, but if you can't handle that you have no business trying to do complex origami.

Just look at what the image looks like for the next step, look at what you have in your hands and get the paper from A to B.

Try bitching later when you are trying to do Satoshi Kamiya's Cerberus from just the crease pattern.

rofl? i just thought it was funny how many arrows and such there were.

Gosh. /po/ drama.

Can you post the CP?

Also, can you upload those diagrams to Hojyo's Icarus?

The cerberus can be find in the Works of Satoshi Kamiya book, which I uploaded to megaupload for the origami books thread last time, link here:

No it can't. I own a copy of the book.

I found this photo online at some point, but can't see all the details on the little CPs.

I think /po/ is the only part of 4chan where CP has a legal meaning.

just out of interest, have you actually done/attempted kamiya's cerberus from the cp? cause i suck badly at assembling from crease patterns D:

Yeah, I've tried it and its actually not too bad to collapse it to the base. The hard part is all the shaping crap you have to do once you get there. The CP gives you almost no clues about how to fold the details on the head.

There is a thread at:
http://www.thekhans.me.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1704&highlight=kamiya+cerberus
that could help those of you who are serious about trying this out.

[Note: That forum is pretty serious-minded and doesn't tolerate posting of copyrighted diagrams/CPs. For anything other than /r/ purposes, though, it is a much better forum for people who only care about the 'o' in /po/]
