FUUUUUCK... really, I don't care that much about these since we can bump good stuff in time, I just wonder where it's all coming from.

And sent an email to Moot... although we're not too active, we don't deserve this kind of treatment. I honestly wonder if the mods are even aware of this

4chan/po/ = Cancer. Doubt me? Consider which papercraft forum can be identified and credited with the destruction of papercraft designers?
>> dai
>>182535

...I've seen that post before...

dammit, you're the spammer, aren't you. Let me guess, you're one of these 'wronged' artists?

hey, consider which imageboard can be credited with the theft and destruction of good artists' hard work?

the whole fucking place is radioactive, so enjoy your cancer wherever you browse.

WHAT Papercraft designers have been destroyed. NAME ONE.

Almost ALL of the Papercrafts I've seen here are or have been available in the public domain. My creations as well as others on here are done because we LIKE to do this stuff.
>> dai
hell, guess which asshole is cleaning out the posts made by the papercraft artists who are still active.

Ironic party /po/oper is ironic.

Here's the flaw in your statement. You obviously know NOTHING about Intellectual Property or the Public Domain.

answer the damn question; WHO HAS BEEN RUINED. I want a name, what they were known for making, and HOW THE FUCK HAVING THEIR PAPERCRAFT DISTRIBUTED ON 4CHAN HAS DESTROYED THEIR LIFE.

most of the stuff I've seen around here has been custom made by the OP, or found amidst the internet for free. Paid for stuff gets paid for by someone, and ALWAYS makes it to the internet for free at some point in time.

Nothing's foolproof, it WILL happen.

>>182546

And see, thats where you're ignorant.

I'm a professional Artist, and have been involved in THREE lawsuits based upon intellectual property. In all three instances MY work was stolen by someone not worth my time. I WON one case, and lost the other two. Current international law and enforcement vary, but quite honestly, if you're going to post something even ONCE on the internet, you're not EVER going to be able to have a claim.

Its like saying "I didn't know it was loaded" Just because you didn't know, doesn't mean you're NOT stupid.
>> dai
Lawsuits... have they been over papercrafts? I'd love to see how that trial went-

/po/oper: "this man did not pay for my intellectual property"

judge: "how much was this worth?"

/po/oper: "$5 on ebay, plus shipping."

judge: "...ok, what are you suing him for?"

/po/oper "enough to prevent him from paying his mortgage long enough to get him evicted, lose his car, and end up in jail for stealing what he needs to survive. After all, he's costing me a fortune for all he's stolen from me already, it only seems fit".

whoops, thought you were /po/oper, but still, I think that's how it'd go down.

FUCK, that entire board looks like /b/... you sure you know where the cancer is?
>> Anonymous
and what about the boards for anime, wallpapers, games, comics, music, toys, sexy wemen, hentai/ecchi, torrents, rapidshares, /b/, and animated gif:

you think that more than one out of a hundred of the images posted in ANY of those boards are created and/or owned by the very person that posted them up? I think the MOST hurt people are the general artist community, some REALLY hard work gets put into some of these images and they get passed around frivolously like candy. Go assault everything else, papercrafters doing research and making their own models are not the enemy here fucktard.

only thing I can find on google is this quote of you. It is only you're claim that links 4chan to the destruction of papercraft designers. Enjoy your moment in the spotlight, retard.

Every time I hear a designer (or anyone) whine about their shit being bought (or not) and distributed in a way they don't like, it gets filtered through in my brain and all I wind up hearing instead is this:

"Has anyone seen the price come down? Okay, well, you know what that means - STEAL IT. Steal away. Steal and steal and steal some more and give it to all your friends and keep on stealin'. Because one way or another these motherfuckers will get it through their head that they're ripping people off and that that's not right."

Grow up. If you're so obsessed with this pointless control over your creations, then either don't post it or be prepared to actually do something about it (other than whining). Don't do the half-assed thing and tempt people with models. Don't spam. Grow a pair and learn to manage your own work. The rest of this world is learning to cope with the changes digital distribution has brought, albeit slowly, and you should too.

Of course we're just assuming at this point that's what this is all about. Could just be some script kiddie with nothing better to do.
