In some .pdo files there are some parts of the model that aren't in the "printing area" (unfolded model), just like the piece in the blue circle in the screenshot.
What am I supposed to do with those?
It looks like there are several pieces there.

those would be junk pieces.
you just leave them be, they won't print on any pages or anything when you go to print the model off.

If the are part of the 3d model, they're either redundant or inside the model.

They are inside parts.
I though they were necessary for sustaining purpose

you don't need them on all models.
on most models the tabs that connect two parts together are enough to make it sturdy.
usually when a brace or frame is created for a model it's flat white, untextured. textured polygons off to the side of the part sheets/isolated to one page in a clustered bunch are junk parts that you don't need.

if there is space on one of the pages and you aren't bothered about the extra ink, by all means print it, that way if you need it you can use it. It is very likely however that it was taken out because it wasn't needed.
