Most of the really good ones, like the one you pictured, were done for Japanese magazines between the years of 1997 and 2004, with a few new releases recently. The magazines all were Dengeki magazines -- you can research them online. It seems that nobody bothered photocopying the pages, and there's no way to backorder them.

You can find a few really blah Pokemon models searching harder on the net, and there are quite a few models you can find that were done by 4chan regulars by using the /rs/ board or rapidsearch.yi.org -- Dratini, Gengar, Porygon, Umbreon...

...but finding the Chokipeta models from Dengeki magazine? We've been trying for over a year; Pikachu and Charmander (and the Meowth Balloon) seems to be all we can find. :(

Someone posted a picture they found on Google (he said he can't remember HOW he found it though) of someone that had the Chokipeta Squirtle templates.

Yeah, one of the regulars here said they have it, but don't have a working scanner... or something like that. In any case, the pattern was never posted here, or it would be on /rs/, etc... and on my hard drive.
