Alright I'm stuck on one thing about these models; the textures don't show up in pepakura. Is there a way to rip textures from the models with Wings3D?

You have to apply the textures manually in Pepakura.

3D Model Window>>Texture configuration. The texture file has to be in a format that Pepakura can read. I'm not sure if Wings3D creates texture files in a .jpg bmp or png.

Oh, I didn't even see the files with the textures on my desktop.

Thank you anyway XD

That's the step that is the hard part: when you rip a game model, you almost always have to edit it to make it suitable for papercraft in a 3D software BEFORE you open the file with Pepakura to start unfolding it.
Making a hollow shell with next gen game like detail, will not make for a nice papercraft...
