If you're talking about the Harrier from>>35014, I have made this Harrier, and I've experienced myself its internal structure fits perfectly (nice and snug, so they actually do something, reinforcing it) actual hull parts - the parts are just the right size, as they should be. Don't believe everything (anything?) you read on the www. People tend to think they know stuff, when they do not. ;) It's a tight fit, but it's supposed to be a tight fit. Also, the hull parts don't have tabs, they're "butt joints" (where you glue the 2 edges against eachother, NOT overlapping) maybe that's what you mean? If you try to get them to overlap, well yeah: then they don't fit, because they're not supposed to. ;) Butt joints are used because otherwise the parts would be thicker (twice as thick, obviously), where the parts overlap the glueing tab. You'd get a bulge, and many paper airplane model designers don't like that.
