When dealing with Pepakura DESIGNER, you can have different pieces of the model be categorized seperately, allowing you to texture on a piece-by-piece basis.

Go ahead and download Pepakura Designer (check /rs/).

You should be able to put only one texture sheet on at a time, but you can do it step after step by just choosing 3D Model Window>>Texture Configuration. You'll get a screen that looks like this. Yellow is where the textures go. (Also I don't have the textures to this model)

2/2. I got this model from a Wind Waker pack someone uploaded before anyone asks.

the textures should be there...
maybe your pc has a problem with the extraction process.

Well they weren't there automatically, so I assumed I didn't have them.

I went into the folder it's in, and there are .TGA files. Are those textures? A simple yes or no would work, I really don't have any desire to know how to apply TGAs, or making this model for that matter.

The models in that pack aren't simplified, I believe. They need to be cleaned up before they'd work as a papercraft.

yes they are. tga is an image format like jpg, but it is obviously not compatible with pepakura.
