Those bottom rows? Those aren't dots, they're parts.

is there any way to combine parts?

Of course there is, that's why it's a work in progress. This is just what I got when I let Pepakura auto-unfold the rough model. As you can see, I need to fix the entire model, because it's crap as it is now.

waht are you trying to make? if you upload the 3d model in obj format i will take a look at it and give you some pointers as to how to create the model so it unfolds better in pepakura. you probally have to go through and slowly manually join edges in pepakura. I almost never allow pepakura to do the unfolding, unless it is a very simplistic model.

I had this happen to me as well, but there is a way to scale it so that all the parts are the size they should be and it doesn't confine them to just one page.
On the tool bar, the second row, there is a button that shows three squares and another next to it or the "Reticulate Parts Layout" button, press that and choose the second option instead of auto, then you can set how large you'd like the model to be and it will put the parts out on multiple pages for you. It makes it a lot easier to piece together when you can look at all your parts in proper scale :D

What is it? do you have a render of the 3d model that we can see?

Haha lol
People, I know all that... I just wanted to show how you start, and what kind of work you need to do before you can get a good papercraft, because many people think it's a matter of step 1: rip a model then step 2: put it in Pepakura and you're done! This shows it's not that simple...
