I eard suggestions from last time and make changes.

3D easy leaves.
Bigger inner poly face.
Body-to-Head joint face deleted.
More stable, leaves touchs floor.

I still have a problem.
The red and yellow ring can be hard to make,
I think fill it with a similar complete hexagon will make it easy to build and stronger when finished. (see image)

what /po/ thinks about it? Any suggestion?

Time to release: about a week.

Thanks in advance.

I just think the eyes need to be spread out a bit more

The way you make the leaves is always a personal choice, if you really want to make them 3D and in what way or just 2D. But The way you did them now they should be easy enough to make, it looks like a lot of lines a polygons but that's okay since you don't have to look at that; each leaf is just 5 basic parts (2 front, 2 back, 1 strip for the side). You could try to use them for balance sideways like you suggest, but you'll still have to balance it front-back. ;) A simple base like a pot or something or whatever you can come up with would be easiest, and if you have to do that anyway, you're free to do whatever you want to do with the leaves again (to a certain degree of course).

The bigger inner poly face looks much better, the eyes is just a matter of adjusting the texture, if you want to change it. You're free to take make it the way YOU like it of course! ;)

Not sure about your solution to the indeed difficult to build yellow and red rings... Valley folds of this kind just are hard to make... Especially when you have to press the parts and glue tabs together at the corners where the sections meet... Adding an extra inner layermeans more parts thus mroe work, and it's very difficult to make it exactly the right size for what you want I think, putting it inside/building around it won't make it easier either I think. Did you try your method yet? If it works and it's easy, then you can use it of course. Otherwise I think just making the seperate sections with closed ends, then glueing the seperate sections together with those closed ends might be an idea. The most difficult part I think is the physical act of joining the sections together at the corners with those valley and mountain folds in such a small corner area, and this way, you can easily work on it one at a time, get it perfect, and then join the sections smoothly together. Then you can glue in the face section one side at a time using big glue tabs.
Sorry for the tl;dr, I talk much when I try to explain stuff in words I'm afraid...
I made this pic very quickly but I hope you can see what I mean?

That's actually quite smart. It's a real papercraft solution: thinking in easy to build sections, and not 1 big hollow shape like normal 3D models.
Mind you, it depends on the skill of the builder if they can build the sections well enough and glue them together nicely so it looks nice, but that's kinda the case with everything in papercraft lol...
And I think that the sections would need to be 3-4 cm in diameter so they will be very easy to build, so the entire flower will need to be big but I think that was your idea from the start?

I make something similar to solve a problem for an empty area where I can't press to keep the joint while glue dry.

I fill with paper-tubes even without glue, then paper makes force to outside, while I press untill glue dry.

I can make a block or a pot, i's easy, I'll share like a optional part cause I want the model be big, about 20-25 cm, if you add a proportional pot or block the size (and paper, and ink) becomes double.

head is centered over the foot and leaves,
balance front-to back, maybe be a problem, maybe not, I need a test build, but once builded maybe be unestable.
