Probably just a scaled up version of the Inner Brain Eva and Gundam kits: http://www.strikebbs.host.sk/papermodel.html

How much Do you think you'd have to scale up the eva to get it that big? That Would be awesome to scale up the entire model and have and eva statue for my room. Would probably kill a couple pounds of cardstock and ink.

thanks so much, that helps alot!

bigger?

at that size weigth would start to be a real bitch as regular card would be flimsy in the legs and waist, you're probably better off printing in regular paper and backing it whit corrugated

By my math, which could easily be wrong since I haven't tested it yet.

you would have to blow up the model 333.33% to be human size.

I built the head of the gundam, and measured it to be 3 inches tall. Then I measured my head from chin to top and that was 10 inches give or take, so with the following equation

100/3 = ?/10

I came to 333.33%

hope that helps.

I want to do something like this, but I can find any Tekkaman Blade papercraft to scale up the helmet. =(

how about the EVA?

So, by that logic, When people halloween costumes and wear them, are they be losers for doing that?
Does wearing somthing you've created make you a loser?

I guess it really depends on what the costume would be. Death, not so much. Especially if they forged their own scythe. On the complete other end of the spectrum, making a 110lb Thing costume by gluing rocks onto rubber, while kind of cool, is also nerdy in the extreme.
