Just download Stuffit Expander: http://www.stuffit.com/downloads/std-downloadv.html
It's shareware like WinRAR, you can use it as long as it likes, even after the trial period has expired.

Wow, that's HUEG.
but awesome, as expected of ninjatoes.

Now waiting for a midona pepakura.

Yes! I just won five bucks, betting with a friend that within the first five replies there would be request for a Midna papercraft. ;)
I would have made ten bucks if your exact words would have been "Someone make Midna pls!" though... :(

It tells you how to open sitx files right there one the homepage: http://members.home.nl/saarloos/

You need StuffIt Expander: http://www.stuffit.com/downloads/std-downloadv.html

Don't worry, you don't even have to come off your lazy butt to download it. ;o)

I made a small change on my site:
The main download for Wolf Link is on a free filehost that DOES allow directlinking, which is great obviously, but that also limits my bandwidth to 5 gigabyte a month. And since I first uploaded my Wolf Link model to my site yesterday, I already used up 3,0 GB... So I'm guessing we're not gonna last the remaining 29 days with the remaining 2,0 GB...
Now you all know Rapidshare deletes your files after 45 days of not being downloaded, but I'm hoping since it's quite a popular download (at least now while it's still new), this won't happen quickly. And to really entice you guys to use the RapidShare link instead of using up all the bandwidth on the direct links, and since I don't really need to worry about filesize or bandwidth on RapidShare, I made the RapidShare into a regular ZIP file instead of a sitx file you all came to hate so much. ;o)
The link is on my website again, obviously: http://members.home.nl/saarloos/

nintendo gun zip rapidshare ???
>> Anonymous
>>37492
Well, I'm afraid I can't make all my papercrafts into RapidShares, since not all of them are as popular as Wolf Link is now (that'll cool down in a month or two as well and who knows how long the RapidShare will be up then...) and the chance is too big my e-mail inbox will be flooded one day with people yelling out "the RapidShare doesn't work anymore!! :("
So you'll still need StuffIt Expander to open those, but it's really no different from WinZIP or WinRAR, except from the fact that it also opens sit and sitx files...

FUCKING WIN Second'd
>> chrono-fox !sko5SeEpMc
Here you go, I made a .rar of the lined version, the no-lined version and the instuctions.
http://rapidshare.com/files/17270636/wolf_link.rar
Nice job ninjatoes, I'm gonna build this after I'm done with metal gear REX.
Oh, bump for a midna that can ride on link's back.

>>37531
If that happened, it would be aweZome
>> Anonymous
Adding a Midna would be pretty hard considering Midnas model is in the "Jesus on the cross" pose when not animated, and has the helmet as a separate object. Not to mention Midna's eyes would never work as a paper model since they're transparent pngs with separate models as the pupils.

C WUT I MEEN?
>> chrono-fox !sko5SeEpMc
>>37554
Would it be possible to add the eyes in, even though they're seperate? and the helmet could be seperate or removable, right?
>> Anonymous
>>37531
What's with all you name/tripfags that you want to try to make people to like you so much that you rip other people's work and post it here when that's entirely unnecessary???
The RapidShare Zip that Ninjatoe's himself made for us (>>37491)isn't good enough for you? You trying to get another Masamune situation going, not supporting the guy's site but instead ripping all of his stuff, making him decide not to share his stuff anymore because it's gonna get ripped anyway????? And after you do that, you /r/ him to make a Midna for you??? Show some support, dudes.......
>> Anonymous
What are you guys using if this is ripped straight from the disc?
>> Anonymous
I am a huge LOZ fan and would gladly make any/all papercraft models from LOZ:TP, how do i rip the 3d models from the game? please tell me i will make midona
>> Anonymous
how do i rip game ?
>> Anonymous
     File :-(, x)
It requires you to decompile the rom and extract the model and textures, then open them in a BMDviewer, then export them into a 3Dmodeling program.
>> Anonymous
i am a bit new to the whole ripping, so if you could point me the direction of the programs i need to do so i would be very greatful, unless you have already ripped all the files and would be kind enough to post a rar or zip of them preferablly in obj but any 3Dmax or maya compatable file will be just a useful.
>> Anonymous
and although you giving me the files neatly rared or zipped would be amazing, if you would help me out to figure out how to decompile the game then export as well/in stead of that would be even cooler so i could do it in the future. thank you i know it is a lot to ask of someone.
>> Anonymous
I found something that might be easier for you.
All you have to do is run the rom in an emulator with this program on and it will dump the models.

>> Anonymous
Oh gawd, this will spawn a whole army of high-poly, unbuildable crappy papercrafts... ;-)
But good luck everybody, if you guys actually succeed in making something good, I'll be the first to download them (because that's how hypocrite I am lol)
>> Anonymous
>>37608
Notice how his fingers are all real seperate fingers. Would you still be able to build these tiny parts, without having to make it 1/1 scale?? Looks a bit TOO detailed, you can't just rip any game model and make it into a good papercraft... You'd have to do so much editing, you might be better off modelling a much simpler Link model from scratch, one that's not in the scarecrow position. ;o)
>> Anonymous
>>37618
I never said I was going to make a link papercraft...
>> Anonymous
>>37619
And I never said I was talking to you. ;o)

someone needs to do an adult link papercraft, no more kid link stuff
>> chrono-fox !sko5SeEpMc
>>37583
Sorry, I didn't notice he had made a rapidshare of it. I'll take min down right now.
And I'm not trying to get recognised on this board or any, people were asking for a rapid share, so I made one, what's the problem with filling other people's requests? (Don't answer that, it's a retorical question.)
I'm not trying to start any arguments, or have another Masamune...
>> Anonymous
hey, how about a ganondorf papercraft from oot? or maybe other characters....
>> Anonymous
hmm... im tempted to try and rip midnas helmet seperately off the game (you use dophin+a plug in right?)

i was wondering if anyones already tried this- is there a big enough model/high quality version knocking about in the game that could be used?
>> Anonymous
He ran out of bandwidth on his site...can't download any stix files, go try if you must. :/
>> Anonymous
>>37732
Only the Wolf Link is relying on that bandwidth, all the other papercraft seem to be hosted on a different server and can still be downloaded. And for the Wolf Link itself, you can use the RapidShare instead of the direct links, it still works.
