First, lightly fan through your cardstock at both ends before you put it in your load try, sometimes it gets packed so tightly that several pages stick together and cause a jam. Make sure your side guards if your printer has them are firm but not tightly against sides, that also can cause problems. I use an HP crap i mean printer, so I dont know exactly how your model works but my second piece of advice is check in your printers operations folder... most printers have a paper being used menu... try putting it on cardstock or A4 some printers will print on paper or thin cardstock without having to be changed over, others are more tempermental... yours might be one of the latter.
