Does anyone have, or can anyone make 3d models of all the different Pokeballs?

this is a good site for reference.
>> Anonymous
You could just take the lazy route and keep texturing a sphere :c
>> Anonymous

build this then use markers on it to recolor it

That, Good Sir, should be considered hard labor and one should be payed to put together such a thing.

Here's a model I made using>>67391as reference (thanks!). It's just an untextured pokeball in .obj format with UVs. Hopefully this works better.

Can anyone make 3d models of the ones that aren't perfectly round.

I actually like this idea, but that is too small, and needs to be cleaned up some more.

I just did some of the ones that have details. Other pokeballs just have different textures.

I decided that instead of uploading the models, I'd do them myself. Heres the normal /po/keball. I haven't tried it out myself but I will soon. That's what you get in 24 hours. Sorry it's not a pretty layout like my /po/rygon. I'll add more as I get them done.

Screw it. I've found that I enjoy modeling more than I enjoy making them models into papercraft.

Here are the .obj models w/ UVs and textures included. Also, the maya file and the pokecube. Do what you will with it.

Jesus Christ, what the fuck? This entire thread just gave me a serious case of Deja Vu.

I swear to God this exact thread has been made before.
>> Anonymous
>>68124
Well I have to say that you're good at it. Modeling that is. There aren't any red lines and such in pepakura or anything. Good luck with whatever you're doing next, be it another pokeball or something completely different.

>> Anonymous
>>68155
I didn't see that one.
>> Anonymous
So... Who is doing all the other ones?
>> Anonymous
>>68169
As long as I don't have to make them into papercrafts, it's no problem. That file has the normal pokeball, superball, masterball, and filetball (whatever that is). I'll do the next three individual ball requests and work my way from there.
>> Anonymous
>>68171
Yay! Ultraball(It says Hyper on that site.)
>> Anonymous
The filet ball is the net ball, and the super ball is the great ball.

Appâtball - Lure ball
Copainball - Friend ball
Niveauball - Level ball
Scubaball - Dive ball
Faibloball - Nest ball
Bisball - Repeat ball
Masseball - Heavy ball
Luneball - Moon ball
Chronoball - Timer ball
Honorball - Premier ball
Luxe ball - Luxury ball

Just to clarify.Not a request.

Appâtball. Direct Google translation: Soft Food ball.
You got it wrong. lol
>> Cotton Eyed-Joe????????????????

however, there is no such thing as a soft food ball in pokemon. Also, google translations aren't exactly 100% correct.

So is anyone working on making these into papercraft?
>> Anonymous
>>68255
i seriously doubt it
>> Anonymous
Could someone tell me how large you would assume pokeballs to be?
I'm thinking roughly 10cm in diameter.
>> Anonymous
Hey, mr. guy making the models, or anyone else who's downloaded all of them, could you do me a good favor and upload all of them into a package and upload to another host that doesn't make me wait 180 minutes after downloading one?
http://files-upload.com/
or something else, I remember there being at least 2 more but I can't remember their names. One had a 4 in it, and the other was somethingspace.
>> Anonymous
>>68257
I tried doing one of them before I lost the will and it came out to 4 inches (10.2) in diameter and the quarter that I did fits very nicely in the hand.
>> Anonymous
>>68259
Just in case, I'll clarify since I'm not sure how you took what I said.

I'll gladly make them into papercrafts, but I was just curious how large they should be when compared to the anime, which I assumed about 10cm.
But, since yours ended up being 10cm, I'll assume that I was close enough to being right and get to work.
>> Anonymous
>>68260
Yea, 10cm = perfect size
>> Anonymous
How long do you think it will take to get all pokeballs?
>> Anonymous
>>68258
I downloaded them one after the other and had no problem. The file sizes are very small so you shouldn't go over the limit with just these.
>> Anonymous
     File :-(, x)
>>68256
I am. I am not going to release them though, but only because the 3D models are available and they work perfect with pepakura so you can unfold them to your own liking.
>> Anonymous
Could you make a stand of some kind for these. Looking at them they would seem to have a tendency to roll around. Please and thank you.

Once I've finished test-building the paper model for the poke ball and fixed any mistakes in the unfolding, I'll upload the following:
Luxury Ball, Moon Ball, Nest Ball, Poke Ball, Premier Ball, Safari Ball, and Ultra Ball.

Then I'll make test-builds of the other balls and upload them as I finish them
>> Anonymous
>>68335

How did you possibly get the pokeballs to unfold in that exact way in Pepakura?

It doesn't work for me, they unfold in awful ways

/r/ final templates to print directly ;_;
>> Anonymous
im not the OP, but in pepakura, uncheck AUTO FOLD and you can select where to cut the 3d image, you can also edit the position of the craft in the template on the right you just have to play with it to get 3d files to cut in a way thats easiest to fold sometimes
>> Anonymous
>>68564
It's just as>>68566says, but he forgot to mention that you need to use the Divide/Connect Face (on toolbar, or right click 2D window, or CTRL+N) option.
If you still want the ready-to-print pattern, just wait for>>68556.
>> Anonymous
>>68572
i diddnt think i needed to mention,, lol sorry. kinda a no-brainer. although i did have one question, i posted it elswhere but no resopnce, how would i enlage a .pdf template without making the pieces get cut off? i want to know. lol i dont think its possible without the 3d model and pepakura?
