Baby's first papercraft here. I just made a companioncube from http://cubeecraft.com/character009.html and I have a few questions.

Although I completed it, it doesn't look near as good as it could have, it doesn't look as intact as yours do. Is it that my tabs are really shitty or is it the A4 paper.

ok

Do you guys use glue? What type of paper do you use? How do you make your tabs/slots?

use a better model for starters, this doesn't have protruding corners like most of the other ones. this is just for people that quickly want something companion cube like, you don't even need glue. get a better model, use card rather than paper, take your time, score fold lines, and don't overdo the glue. Think about how you are making it as you are making it so that you are not setting yourself up for a really awkward corner or something. sorry i don't have any plans for a cube myself but there will be plenty around the net.
