its just a 6$ crayola air-dry clay I got at walmart. lol. I was searching for some that need to be cooked thatway I could take my time to build stuff but I couldnt find any so I got that to test.

You are looking for Sculpey and Super Sculpey.

>>113323
yeah. I need to find a store nearby that has some

wal-mart over in the craft area, not to far from the the acrylic paints, should have some. If not check your local Ben Franklin's/Jo-Anne's/Michale's for either sculpty/super sculpty/sculpty III or primo polymer clays. Don't bother with the colored shit if your going to actually use it for something big.

The only problem I can see though is that if you make something like the heartless solid with the poly-clay is that it will fall over/not bake right, you'll need to make a base for it out of something like aluminium foil, wax, or styrofoam.

I went into every alley of the art and craftat my walmart and they had nothing that need cooking. but its ok I just ordered a pack of 32oz of white sculpey from a craft store. at least ill be able to reinforce and make details on sculpey before it dried unlike the clay I have now

seconded the crafting board
and the blue shading on the figure gives it a nice touch

they have blue highlights inthe game too. you need to look carefully but mine doesnt look that blue in real the camera flash made the blue show very bright on the pic. its much nicer in real

Very cool!

Aw. The white stuff is kind'a crappy. Really too soft for my tastes. Super Sculpey is a lot better to work with.
Still, the white will be better than what you had before.

>>113332
Mix the small colored packets into Super Sculpy and you get good colored Super Sculpy.

bump for support of a crafting board.
>> gizmogal !MmLOyiCYJs
if they do make a craft board, i hope /po/ remains /po/ only... it's nice having a dedicated board for it.

I just want to say that I support the creation of a image board just for non-paper crafts. [like silk-screening, knitting, sculpture, etc]

I don't feel that I have to state that crafting in the wider sense [meaning: bigger that pepakura] has undergone a renaissance over the past 8 years. Now with events like Maker Faire and publications like craft magizine, it seems that the younger generations has taken the old-time skills from their elders and infused them with a style and purpose that we can relate with. No longer is it all crocheted drink cozies and mittens, but more Crocheted 1-Up Mushroom Scarfs and [Do I really have to say it?] sewn plush companion cubes.

As we've all seen over the past few months, there has been a multitude of non-papercrafting posts and threads made in this board. I think that the conception of a /craft/ would help redirect that creativity to its proper place among others that are also taking part in this resurgence of homespun invention.

Please Moot, make it happen!
