medieval trebuchet and weapons

http://members.home.nl/papermodels/index2.htm

for paper you can use regular printer paper, but its better to use a thin cardstock for stronger models

glue, it depends...theres already a thread about glue around here but i use superglue. but i hear that pva glue is best. some others use tacky glue or just regular elmers, but i would think that takes a long time to dry

For my personal use (not going to say my way is superior or inferior), I use 110 lbs. cover stock, Loctite Super Glue with No-Mess Precision Tip, and an X-acto knife. I score with the blunt edge of the knife, but if you are not careful, you could end up cutting into the paper slightly. I have a table lamp with two flourescent bulbs, which helps me see the lines and such, and I have two fans to keep me calm while I assemble my papercrafts and origami (currently working on Chamoo232's Cerberus, which is an exquisite piece of papercraft).

I'm sorry I forgot we were in /b/. Things are very, very different around here.

these threads are the incurable leukemia of /po/
retarded fucktards repeatedly asking for the EXACT SAME ADVICE and is posted at least once a week and is answered on a dozen of websites.
"what glue/paper do I use" is the furfag of /po/

When scoring you actually WANT to cut into the paper slightly. This gives you sharp edges. Of course you have to be careful. What you are doing is embossing and I am tired of people getting the two mixed up.

I remember when /po/ was a loving place with no flaming nor cursing.

Alas, that time is long gone...

While I suspect that the OP is a troll, you have to remember that everyone was new once.

Whining about newbie threads isn't going to solve anything.

/po/ is probally getting worse because /b/ started cuting out. They go to other threads when /b/ won't work.

That might be a cause for now.. but even in the past few months since I stared coming here I've seen a decrease in usefulness. I think we can blame the summer letting all the kiddies out.

No need to act all angry and sageflood because some faggot wrote "LOLcats". It would only attract trolls who would bump this thread to see you overreacting.
This thread will die eventually if you leave it as it is.
As for model itself: It's not the best model, but still good. For butthurt haters there is even a version with removed credits.

Saging my own post because I don't find it anyhow contributing to this thread.
(Yes, I'm fucking text BBS user (*´??*)??)
