There's a .txt file that goes with the pics too, it says:
Kurzbeschreibung:

Short Descripton:
The entire has a diameter of 30cm and is built up from 48 formers, to be found on sheets 1 and 2.
1. Print sheets 2 and 3 each 6 times, that makes for 48 formers. 24 each for the upper and lower hemisphere.
2. Sheet 1 contains 3 extra formers with the section for the parabolic mirror (upper hemisphere). This should be cut out after the upper hemisphere is assembled.
3. Sheets 4 and 5 contain parts for the equatorial ring, however it is better to make two cardboard rings of 29,5 cm diameter. The cardboard should have some thickness, so that it produces a gap of about 3mm. The inner paneling from sheet 6 will be glued perpendicular to this.
4. Build the two hemispheres by glueing the formers to the cardboard rings. (a Styro hemisphere, or a ball with 30cm diameters are recommended as a guide).
5. For the upper hemisphere use the formers from sheet 1 for the circular cut-out.
6. Sheet 6 contains the parabolic mirror, to be fitted in at last.
7. To add an elegant finish to the equatorial gap, the strips from sheet 5 can be added. (NOTE: I think he means sheet 7)
8. Lastly there are two pole caps on sheet 6.

6mal ausdrucken = print 6 times

Adding On: The guy certainly does nice work of creating those realistic texture models :D I will be donating money here soon to him anyways. Lets not such a great contributor to Papercraft have all his time and work go to waste!
