Hey /po/, im new to papercrafting and I have some questions I hope some of you could answer :

1.What do you guys prefer, A glue pen(like the pic) or classic white glue.

2. How do you guys use the white glue? do you soak it with water, and then what do you use to adhere it to the paper. A brush? or something else?

3. When finishing something like a cube, how do you guys get the last folds in without ruining the cube alltogether. Some instrument or pen or something?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Also, for boxes, I apply a lot of glue around the remaining flaps then hold the last piece shut and hope for the best. If you had super glue or double sided tape, you could just touch the edges of the flaps to the lid.

go to hobby lobby or a craft store [supermarkets might have them too] Look fo glue, then findglue pens. Elmers come 4 in a pack, orange tip white cylander with a blue sticker. I've used it since i began papercrafting and have no complaints. If it get on your fingers it will come off just by rubbing your fingers together. Usually dries in 40 seconds [probably less, but i'm compulsive.]

The 4pack looks pretty good. I'd get a couple of those.

I have some UHU glue pens, elmers glue pen and some generic Staples glue pens(2 HUEG bottles for really cheap).
The Uhu is stringy and kinda annoying but really sticky and works well. Elmers works good. The Staples stuff works good and dries quickly but if you put too much on it bleeds through the paper.
I apply all the glue with tooth picks, i make a little plop of glue and start spreading it on my edges since it takes quite awhile for the plop to dry or run out.

1) i use good old elmers glue
2) open up a paperclip
3) i've always had trouble with those. what i find works best for me is, in the example of a box, leave that last flap folded at an obtuse angle, that way when i tuck it in, the flap wants to open outwards and holds against the inside surface
4) you can use regular printer paper, but card stock works better (it's the stuff they use for like, scrapbooking and whatnot). walmart sells it, even if you don't have craft stores nearby.

I take white glue, water it down with milk, blend it with icecream and drink it
