You can get a self-healing mat (they are those green mats that sometimes have a like ruler thing on them.) ans exacto knife can be get from Michaels or some other craft store, depending on the size of the mat, and quality of the knife, it should be about $10 (USD). If you want to create something a bit more (seemingle complex) but not as hard to build (still kind of hard) I suggest Turbolabobs SD gundams. They look very nice and are, i guess, kind of simple to make. Ruler is optional, but is necessary if you are only using an exacto knife, or are working ona large project.
