Paper Help Strigiformes
What kind of paper should I be using for papercrafts? I know it's a majorly noob question, but I've tried using the paper on hand (regular printer paper) and it doesn't work very well.

Picture related... Mudkip's head screwed me.

Regular printer paper is good for beginners, but you have to move on to something thicker if you want your models to look nicer and last longer.

The recommended is 110#(lb.) cardstock, though you can get cardstock that comes a bit thinner than that if you feel 110 is too thick.

110lb 200g/m2 is the most common, but if you feel it is to think you could use more like 65-70lb paper, regular printer paper is normally around 20lb 75g/m2 just for refrence, i started with it and switched to card stock, it takes some getting used to (ALWAYS remember to score your folds) but in the end the result is worth it

p.s. remember to use glue suited for papercraft, they make glue especially for it, but regular elmers white glue can be used, just let it dry on a scrap piece of paper for a bit before aplying it with a toothpick or another scrap piece of paper (if your using card stock, a scrap of 20lb is to flimsy to use)
