April Fools computer papercraft. S
Does anyone have/can make a papercraft TO SCALE model of a dell optiplex 745 (black) with monitor? Its for an april fools day trick that sure to get about 50-70 people.

Do you really think people will fall for a paper computer? It's not hard to see the differnce between paper and metal/plastic

depends on the type of paper

How the fuck could you even finish the keyboard alone by April 1?

Instead of ridiculing the man why not help find this papercraft and if you're that disbelieving that it could be done ask for pics of it being made.

I'm over 9000% sure you wont find this.

its easier when you actually own that exact board, gives you something to look at

How accurate does this fake computer have to be? If it's not going to be seen from closer than a few feet away, a better idea is probably to make rough shapes out of cardboard, take pictures of the real dell, then print them out at the right size and glue them on the cardboard as textures.

Actually, I have a keyboard already, and the point was to get people to go "OMG! A new computer!" Since I live in a dorm where computers are provided to us. The cardboard and pics isn't a bad idea, though, and I'll probably end up doing that instead.

even better idea
step 1: find the crappiest compueter there, the one that runs the slowest and whatnot
step 2: remove plasitc case, or just leave it on

step 3: do the cardboard and paper things, except leve room in the back to plug in everything, make sure it remains on before gluing final face
step four: leave in computer room
step 5: ???????
step 6: Profit!
