They don't exist. His Sleipnir is diagrammed in Tanteidan 11th Convention Book though.

I believe that would be Odin, king of the Norse Gods astride his 8-legged steed Sleipnir.

Correct me if I'm wrong.

I apologize. It is my error. It's just that I enjoy Norse mythology and I get riled up when people think that the character originated from a game.

FF's like most fantasy, it pillages mercilessly from other sources. I don't think anyone's claiming that Odin's from FF, just that that particular interpretation of the character is. Same with cockatrices, carbuncles, cerberus, etc, etc, etc.

I do suppose that's why it's called Final Fantasy.
>> Anonymous

no it's called "Final" Fantasy because it was supposed to be squares going out of business game. Their final game. It ended up saving the company and turned into one of the largest video game series in existence.
>> Anonymous
And others say it's because Square game designer Hironobu Sakaguchi planned on retiring after making one good, final game inspired on Square's Dragon Quest series. And others tell a different story...

Didn't you read the "according to unconfirmed sources" part? Don't get all your info from Wikipedia, it's just ordinary people that have nothing better to do, copying stuff from obscure textbooks and other websites that get their stuff from other textbooks and other websites that get their stuff from other textbooks and other websites...
