FF Elemental papercraft would rock. I could make it, but first I need to know:
a) whether it already exist
b) would anyone make it?

a) No.
b) Yes, of course people would. There are loads of FF fans that would make anything FF related.

But I think one of the troubles with an Elemental will be, that it consist of several parts that aren't attached to eachother... How will you keep the separate parts in the correct place? A piece of wire perhaps, but personally, I always find that kind of crappy...
I think the best idea to solve that problem first, then start working on the 3D model and unfolding it (or maybe decide on another model that doesn't have this problem).

Well, as for me there is no problem, I found some small transparent tubes that will work perfectly. I have no idea what are they used for, so I can't tell you what it is exactly.

Well then start designing! And be sure to show us your finished work, I'd love to see how those transparant tubes work out. ;)
