This is my second papercraft I make and it was very hard to make the face. The face is only 2 cm.

Do you mean you're working on a leetcrew from cs 1.6 as in:
-you found the templates online, and you are building it?
-you are making the templates yourself?
As for your build, there are a lot of gaps showing. Could be the glue you're using doesn't have enough "stickyness". Don't use gluesticks (don't know if you are), use the stuff you used in kindergarten or something similar.
Or maybe you're not using enough; it IS best to only apply a small amount or glue, but not TOO little of course. If you use too little, the thin film of glue will already have dried when you press the parts together.
You'll get the hang of it after a few papercrafts. ;)

I have ripped the model from cs 1.6 then converted it to a .obj with textures from milkshape, then I used Pepakura designer 2 to make a template of the model. the template wasn't very good. The parts became very small when I printed it.

You can scale the parts, but don't go thinking Nice! Then I'll make them hueg!
You need to find a balance between how big it will be in total (20-30 cm in total head to toe is already more than big enough for a papercraft for most people) and how small the parts are.
Usually you'll have to re-model parts by hand for this.
