The best thing to do is to print the front, then re-insert that page into your printer to print the fold lines on the back. But aligning front+back properly is difficult, even though everybody will tell you it is easy. ;) Glueing two sheets together is easier, just make sure to use an elastic glue: some glues turn brittle when they dry, and then when you need to bend/fold the two sheets that you glued together, you will be screwed... Just try it out on two small pieces of scrap paper: glue them together, let them dry overnight, and try to fold them tomorrow. If you don't hear cracking and the sheets don't come apart, it will probably be okay.
