>>21545 Well, if you pulled out the triangular bit and flattened it in step 19 properly, take the center of the bottom edge of that topmost flap and flip it up. In the process, you should end up folding the bottom/behind parts in and the top part... up-ish. It's hard to put into words, but it's one of those semi-common origami manoeuvres thats easier done than explained. The end result is that it looks like the diagram for step 21. The only point in doing it is for the creases.
