Are the pictures from some kind of convention?
With elaborate papercraft mechas like this on conventions, it's often the work of some (Japanese/Korean) guy that spent the whole year before the convention making the model: a one time build, just for himself (and to show off). Even if there are templates saved, often they're not "print-ready to build templates and need a lot of extra work (trimming, adjusting) during the actually building.
But hey: I don't mind being proven wrong from time to time, so I hope you find it!

if someone does have this,
they're not doing much of anything else.

I see a cat face in his chest and two in his feet.
what does it means? is it a sort of techno pet voltron?

I wouldnt even imagine ATTEMPTING this beast if there were templates. I'd settle for what series its from, if any. All the more impressive if its original...

Would be more interested if there was a subject and size, otherwise it may have simply been OCD random parts creation.

OCD is never really random. It is rather very structured and linear. People with OCD could never survive anywhere on 4chan.
