If it was me, that would be the whole point! I'd have the audience pass it around during the presentation. Sure, there would be a little noise from the audience from the people playing with your models, but from experience, I found that they would just giggle a little, and won't really disturb your presentation. My teachers love stuff like that, it's much more fun and relaxed than standing there like "Hey! All of you! STFU and look at me for the next thirty minutes and try not to yawn!!" No matter how interesting your story is... ;o)
Next time, loose the "do not touch under penalty of death!!" ;o) Sure, your models might get damaged during the week(s) they are on display prior to your presentation. So think ahead, make two of each model and bring the spare with you on presentation day. ;o)
That being said: /po/ loves all papercrafts, of course you need to upload them...
