Well, I know that the Japanese Paper Place sells origami paper up to around 12" squared, but they're a wholesaler, so I don't really know what to do for the needs of individual customers when dealing with that site. http://japanesepaperplace.com/
I was looking around for origami books on Amazon not too long ago, and I think it was an author by the name of Michael G. LaFosse that had a book that told how certain origami masters made their own paper. I think Robert Lang and Satoshi Kamiya were two of the three listed. I hope that helps a little bit. I'm currently trying to find origami papers that are larger than 12" myself.
