I've never made a papercraft before.

Umm... what the hell?

How can I fix this shit?

Okay, it looks a little better without "join isolated eges"

but what the hell

And will it print with the textures?

If not, how do I make it print with the textures? The model that I imported had textures.

I figured this model would be easier.

But it's still a wtf scenario.

you don't want the red lines and you want a simpler model

Please guys, I want to know how to make papercrafts out of these...

Looks like all you need to do is upscale your model, separate some faces, and move around some faces.

I don't know how to do that.

As far as your first model goes:
The first pic is better off than the second one as far as having larger pieces connected to others. You don't want all those little single faces straggling about. To get rid of them, go into your 2D window and hit CTRL+N to bring up "Join/Disjoin Faces". Now go to all those little pieces sitting all by their lonesome and double-click their edges so they join other faces. Do this to create larger sub assemblies. Try to imagine how you're going to build the model, make the main chunks into their own pieces.

As far as textures:
If you imported the model and it gave you a message like "Flip faces? Y/N?" then you probably need to go back into your 3D program and flip the models faces around. I'll let someone else get into more detail on this, as I still struggle with it myself. =S
