Dirigible is from the French, meaning "steerable." The pansy-ass balloon in OP's pic is not steerable, it will just go wherever the wind blows it. It is a balloon. A dirigible lighter than air ship without a rigid skeleton is known as a "blimp." Zeppelins were the rigid skeleton dirigibles built by the company that was founded by Count Zeppelin of Baden-Wurttemburg, and by analogy, other similar airships.
You want a model of a balloon, with a little ship hanging underneath it. Kit bash!
