Hey /po/ IM DESPERATE HERE! Im making a V2 of my Desert Eagle. Im creating detail using layer's. Ive deleted all the detail from the main body, but when I start bridging the gap's they arent connecting right (check pic). Can anyone help me? Im using metaseqouia by the way.

And to let you know the faces arent inverted. Theyre the right way up. Just.. Not connecting.

How are you "bridging" the gap? By creating "faces" by selecting two vertices on one side, and then two on the other side? If so, hold CTRL when you try to click one of the vertices. That ensures you are selecting the actual vertix, and not 0.000000001 points next of it.

Is the model seperated in parts (objects)?
If so, are the parts you are trying to connect (the two sides of the gap) on the same object?
And when you are trying to create the new parts (the bridge) are you working on that same object and not a new or different one?

The model is not in seperate part's.
When im trying to create the new parts im working on the same object.

Ive just deleted some face's and re-created them- It shows that there connected in Meta, but in pepakura it doesent? Same with the bridge really. Im confused :S

Can you show a screenshot of Metasequoia, with lines and vertices showing?

Something that might help in Metasequoia, is Object menu -> Join closed vertices where you can input a distance and any vertices close to eachother will be joined. There's a similar feature in Pepakura, but fixes are always best done in the 3D model, not in Pepakura.
