My third work in two days.
Shimon's Chouginga classes.
NOW YOU TOO CAN PIERCE THE HEAVENS.
Simple, but the idea was irresistible.

and a second version.
These aren't amazing, but I hope that someone will get some enjoyment out of them.
Any critique would be appreciated.

I'd love to, but I don't know what the hell it is. I guess it's from TTGL? Anyway, this isn't /a/, so we're not all going to be automatically familiar with it.

Not bad, they're 2d, so they're quick to make.

I've been working on this 3d one, but I was planning on using the paper model to make a mold and mold them in red transparent resin...

Heck yeah, these are awesome. Unfortunately, I have no need for them. :/
For the 3D one, you Need to shorten the bottom parts of the glasses, and make them a little bit lighter colored.

Wanijobo, your Papercraft is the Papercraft to pierce the heavens!

Was fixing it just as you posted lol

technically, there isn't supposed to be any colour in my model at all, since it's only going to be used as a mold

Cool.
Once it's finished, I'll save it to my computer for when I ever find a need for it.

...
I wonder if there's durable, see-through paper around here? >_> *Starts looking for such a thing*

I may not even finish this, I might just post the .pdo somewhere and let someone with more experience with pepakura try it out.

This thing unfolds like goatse, everything's all over the place, unmanageable pieces...

And version two is completed.
I made them more symmetrical and made the pink shines better.
I'd suggest mountain folding straight down the center, and then valley folds from the points where the sides connect to the bottom.
...
Does that make sense?

And the pink one.
If version three is made, it'll be bigger.
But I'm not doing that today.
