Did anyone ever find the template for this?
If I recall correctly, it came from a Japanese gaming magazine.

(pic highly related)

CHOKIPETA model.
CHOKIPETA = you're not gonna see it in all likelihood. Sad but true.

Oh come on, it's not that hard to make.
Tweak the Chokipeta head a little to fit the looks of the house, add window eyes, and the rest I can do even without any program.

You mean like Wind Waker Link?

Sage (and hit you with a crowbar) for bringing up the ONE exception to the rule.

Chokipeta's Four Swords Link actually is one of the EASIEST papercrafts to found on the interwebs... And like>>102638and>>102872pointed out, several others have been scanned too.
And some of Chokipeta's work you're SUPPOSED to get for free from the interwebs (Giant Robo, Front Mission).
And remember the Eva 01 head + full figure a generous /po/rson shared here?

Chokipeta's model impossible to find and Wind Waker Link the one exception to the rule? I can think of several other exceptions lol...

Too much uncalled for sagery is going on on /po/ lately...

Wind Waker Link is the only old model that suddenly reappeared. When a model is by Chokipeta and was in an older magazine/book, it falls under the "good luck finding it" rule.

Charmander and Pikachu were reprinted in newer magazines, and someone actually got those magazines when they came out and shared (eventually). The EVA was announced, just released, and a /po/ user actually got and scanned it. 4 swords Link... that one was thankfully not lost to the times. Plus, a few random Chokipeta models (Hagu, a cat, etc...) were shared by folks that came across them.

Chokipeta's models have the worst unfound-to-found ratio. /po/ did not exist when most of the models had already been out of print for over three years!

Every rule has exceptions, but bringing them up doesn't find this model. Go back to Chokipeta's webpage. Look at the picture of the book the model came in. Then, get a plane ticket, go to Japan, and find it.

NOT saging this time. Enjoy the stupidity.

You're an idiot.

Did someone ever say something different? Chokipeta is Chokipeta, and it's a fact that more than one creation came to /po/. You said NOTHING about that, and expect people to realize something that's not there then call them stupid.

Also, I don't see why you sage (and.. hit someone with a crowbar..) because one person acted like an idiot.

The moral of the story SHOULD be, if you want a Chokipeta model, and they say "It's not found yet", that's the end of the story.

All Chokipeta models are being actively sought after; I make sidetrips to every comic/magazine/import video game store that I pass looking for old Dengeki magazines myself.

If a model HAS been found and someone says "not found", they'll be corrected.

This magazine/book is now 1 year, 11 months old. I haven't given up hope of finding it myself... but "want want want want want" posts do us no good.

You have access to Japanese comic stores? For real?

Can you order copies from the seller or something? Hell, can anyone send them a letter asking if they can order past issues?

I never said I have access to Japan stores. I travel around, but not overseas. I've found foreign videogame magazines in comic shops, magazine shops, and import video game shops. I ended up finding some Dengeki magazines, but the papercraft inserts were removed. Every time I visit a city, I take time out to hit a few shops, hoping for the impossible.

I believe folks WITH access to Japanese sources have already found that the magazines are out of print, no backorders possible.
