Tape: DON'T BOTHER Glue: Elmer's Glue is fine, but some people recommend Tacky Glue Paper: 110lb. cardstock is recommended, but it will leave big white lines on the smaller models, so if you don't mind that, go with a thinner cardstock. Regular printer paper is ok for beginners, but models don't last as long, they sag, and colors might not be as sharp.
Add some whiteout (liquid paper) to your list. Rarely used, but it comes in handy.
