How big do you want to make it? If it is meant to be printed on regular sized paper, then "super flunky hi-res textures" aren't necessary: average textures will do just fine. If you don't have the skills to create textures, you can just color them with a solid color (green+brown for the trees, whatever colors you like for the windmill...) and it might still look okay. And if you're gonna do that, you might not want to texture them at all, but just print a blank version (just the cut and fold lines) on colored cardstock. Think about what way you want to go with it for a while, the model itself looks cute. ;)
