Better yet, print it out and start cutting. As you cut, you'll notice where the islands are and that enables you to make your own bridges. The more you do, the better you get at it.
If you're careful, islands don't really matter. All you need is adhesive and a diagram of how it all fits together, plus a good eye. Just tack your islands down.
Or, if this is a one-time use stencil, just leave a bit of a bridge, stick on, and cut out the bridge once it's on.
