Oh forgot to mention.
Use Staples unless you are running a high end $500+ printer, and if its laser don't even bother. Grab a rewards card, print on 24 lb for 49 cents a sheet, and $1.09 for 64 or 110 lb cardstock. You get checks in the mail. Professional print outs, no lines, no distortion, and its great for large models with lots of surface area.
Howls Flying Castle cost me $13 to print all 26 pages in full color. You'd kiss an ink cartridge goodbye on some of the other ones I got. Kaizo's ff11 flags have 1 sheet (double sided for best results) of a full page blue, red or green flag which would kill a $40 ink cartridge in 7-8 (maybe less cause of lines and other printer screwups in color).
Do yourself a favor on any papercraft you want to display or be proud of, do it professionally. Practice (if you must) on quick print black and white, but save the good sheets for the real build.
Oh.. as for Staples, I did the math out. As long as you have well laid out sheets and good quality pdfs to print, the money saved in ink is about $10-25 depending on what you print and what color it is.
Howl's Full Moving Castle is essentially an ink cartridge and a half at full quality, minus the 'dead' sheets you need to reprint. I'll choose $36 on regular paper and enjoy a $20 rebate to knock it down to $16 for a full print out.
