sky lantern Anonymous
anyone on /po/ know of a template for a paper "tea light" powered hot air sky lantern things..... pic related
>> Anonymous
The tea candle is going to be too heavy for liftoff. I tried it once.
Even in this pic something else is used.

shirley, enough hot air + big enough ballon could lift somekind of basket........ maybe with a person inside.....that wud be cool!
>> Anonymous
well a small tea candle wont produce enough hot air to lift itself, no matter how big the "balloon"

use big-ass propane tanks and burners, fuck candles.

I think theese baloons are propelled by something like a piece of cotton with kerosene or so...

Indeed, they don't look like tea candles, the flame is too big, plus wax would be too heavy
