Is /po/ for stencils?
>> Anonymous

for the most part yes, but there are a few pricks against it.

It's not that we're pricks, it's that this is /po/.

Papercraft and Origami.

Stencils are neither.
So the general feeling is that having one (1) stencil thread is fine. Interesting, even, on occasion. But there's never any theme or organization. It just tends towards, "HERE'S ALL MY STENCILSOMFGWTFBBQ!!!! AM I TEH AWESOME NAO!!!!!???!?! Y/Y"

And since at least we used to be somewhat creative and intelligent in here, We'd like to keep that down.

TL;DR: Stencils aren't really the problem. The people who like stencils are.

a place to dump your stencils if you want to have a stencil dump
i see too many stencilfags ruining our what could be good relationships with the fellow /po/anons we need to have ONE constant stencil thread.
this facebook group has over 400 stencils in it so lurk moar faggots

Are you dumb? Facebook is not a place to dump your stencils. It destroys the quality of the image, reduces the size, and fucks shit up. You'd think whoever started that would have realized that and linked to some rars holding vector files or something, but no.The fucking idiot who runs it doesn't have things organized in any fashion either. Dude's thirteen and seems to think /b/ is the epitome of the internet.

Speaking of /b/, why you go back there and "lurk moar" instead of wasting our time. While you're at it, take your spammer back to /b/ too.

if you want to think about it, stencils are the equivalent of what's left of a papercraft template after everything's been cut out.

technically then... It's... a byproduct of /po/?

I for one think it would be welcome as a single dump thread, but if people start showing up and posting a new thread every time they find or want something, it may get to be too much.

(wouldn't be a problem at all if it weren't for the /po/oper cleaning spam)

I'm up for it.

Bah, I'll make a more realistic (chopped for color, not pattern) version later. Love the Nintendo stencils though. Especially 80's themed.

Nice one OP, you posted a non-stencil. It's obvious that you never make stencils or you would have noticed this right off the bat.
