Or with a dead ballpoint (make sure it's COMPLETELY empty so it doesn't write anymore or you'll ruin your papercraft) or anything else that will make an indentation in the cardstock but won't actually cut all the way through. You can also use your knife and apply only a little pressure to only cut through the top layer of the cardstock. If you do it right, you can fold even the tiniest parts with ease, regardless if you use regular paper or thicker cardstock.
