If you want to print and cut it I recommend opening in PS, inverting and then reducing opacity to somewhere around 30%. It'll be visible enough to cut without wasting ink.
>>146581 Easiest way is to open Photoshop (PS) and use Image -> Adjust -> Threshold and then find the right setting. Usually I try this but get frustrated with the results. So I printed this out inverted and just traced over the bits I wanted onto thin paper, scanned it for posterity, cut out a copy and then scanned that for the image you see here. The hardest bit is making sure the stencil has enough structure to hold it together - you'll need a bit of practice and artistic license to add this in yourself.
Pic is another stencil I did - first one, took forever to cut into thick polyprop. Had some thin sections which broke too :(
