Gamecube Magazine astronut
Does anybody know which Gamecube Magazines have the Chokipeta papercraft. I found a store here in my area (NY) with 2002 Gamecube Mags for the months of Jan, Feb, March, Nov, and Dec. It's brand new and sealed. Theres no picture of the Zelda characters so Im not sure if I want to buy it. Of course, if I do buy it Id scan and share it with /po - please help quickly as somebody else might buy it

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD it has been a couple of weeks since anyone requested this (since /po/ found the original scanned Wind Waker one, not a traced one or Four Sword Link).
And second, he's not requesting it, he's offering to buy them if they'r the magazines with Chokipeta's papercrafts. There's lots more Zelda ones than the two we have, you know..?

But it *is* an Japanese Magazine, so I dunno if it's the ones you found...
It was called Dengeki Cube (but in Japanese of course) and as you can see, there SHOULD be a picture of the model on the cover...

That one was for Wind Waker Link, this was for Four Swords Link (the two we already have)

or rather Tingle; this one is for Tetra. I can't read the year, though, might be 2001.

yes Im looking at Dengeki Mags, but they're not the same. I see that you have Link on the cover of the 2002 issue, but on the store it was Sonic on the front. thanks for the help. if you know anything else about these mags (Dengeki Gamecube 2002 issue 1, 2, 3, 11, 12) or what papercraft they have please share it asap.

Like I said, they might from be from a different year...
Usually if there's a bonus papercraft model in it, there will be a picture of it on the cover (it's an extra to make people buy the magazine, so you'll want to show that it's inside ;)

his site says at least which year they were made. I think that's what it says anyway.

Yes, but unfortunately it says 2002-2005. But at least we can rule out 2001 lol

Does that store only sell old Japanese magazines? Or also new ones?
'Cause Dengeki Cube turned to Dengeki DS Style and Chokipeta still does papercrafts from time to time for them. So you could check in every month to see if the newest issue has a papercraft in it...

Not sure about the other locations, but the Illinois one has a book store with tons of Japanese magazines. I'll try to keep an eye out, but it'd be great if someboy else would too, I'm kinda broke lately.

It's the Link in OP (Wind Waker Link). /po/ found the original scans some weeks ago. The other one is Four Sword Links, it can be found all over the interwebs.

I'd like to go through and research sometime on Wednesday if I can find anything out about which issues these figures were released in. There is also the possibility of e-mailing chokipeta and asking what issues these papercrafts were for.
