I have been browsing this site for about 10 minutes or so. This guy makes really solid (read: well-built)"chibi" military airplanes and jets. Most of them are downloadable zips of pdos (need Pepakura Viewer) Anyways, here's the link.

So true. I have Pepakura Viewer on my Mac, but I can't do anything with it...except maybe put it on my desktop so I can stare at it.

Is there a way for someone to convert .pdo files into another format without paying for Pepakura Designer? I doubt it, but I can always have that few minutes of hope before someone says there's no other way.

yes there is. all you have to do is open the pdo in the viewer and print to an adobe pdf file. this automatically converts the pdo to pdf format. i use that so i don't have to re-draw everything in illustrator later, then it's just click and texture

"all you have to do is open the pdo in the viewer"
Pepakura Viewer doesn't work on his Mac. That's where the problem is. So I guess someone else would have to translate those pdos to pdfs.
