But the part that's easy is "kinda" limited (8-year old girl style limited) don't you think?
Learn this: you need to put in effort and time to make a papercraft, and even more to design one yourself. No exceptions: no software where you click just a few buttons and have a 30 inch überly detailed Gundam with posable joints.

You see where it says about this video?
You see where it says more?
Click it.
I have to agree with>>112688, a little more effort (and intelligence maybe) from your side is required though.

What the fuck are you guys talking about? It looks like a very very shitty old version of SketchUp infused with a very shitty MANUAL Pepakura Designer.
Sorry, I'll stick to 2 programs.

Have you managed to find the site with the help in this thread?
There's a yellow button with red text that reads "English". Click it for a page in English.
Too difficult maybe, though, so I'll just tell you. This is a Japanese software. There is no english version yet ("but it's so easy with the icons and such that I think I can understand!" Well, judging from this thread I doubt it, but hey, maybe you can).
It's available from http://www.amazon.co.jp/exec/obidos/ASIN/4777511219/250-2344709-6384269 for about 15 bucks (new) or about 10 (old).
It's a book full of ideas, examples and help, including the cd-ROM with the software.

ah, well, i think i would be able to use the program with help from the icons and the youtube video. it's just that the japanese site confused me a bit, heheh. thanks.
and dayum, it's something i have to spend money on? D: i got none of those D:
>>112691says that it's an old program, does that means that there's a chance of somebody having rapidshared/torrented it?

Yes. There is a chance.
But it's more likely that someone torrents the Golden Compass movie, than some unknown japanese papercraft software. Not everything is available for free on the internets (I guess I won't be answering the door for anyone anymore, fearing that it might be the partyvan coming to pick me up for this blasphemy).

ah, i see. well, does the program have an name? then maybe i can see if i can google it on my own D:

???????????????? (btw, I know it's in Japanese, but you truly couldn't figure out that was the title of the book in Japanese from the Amazon.co.jp page? Patterns, learn to recognize them when using the internets, in this case, some website where you can buy stuff, what you can buy has a picture, and surprise surprise, the title is right next to it, in bold!)
From the English page you can learn the 'English title' is Paper Craft Modeling Software 'Paper Dragon' (you will find lots of paper dragons, not this book, because it's not called that...
Or 'siryu', which won't find you what you're looking for in this case either.
Japanese, it's the English of Japan.

aah, i see. well, thanks for your help, it's muchly appreciated!
*is off to google stuff*
>> Dorkwithacrayon
The name of the software isn't ????????????????, thats just the description of it saying that its a program to make papercraft. I haven't figured out the true title, but the only way to get it so far is by buying a book that includes the cd with it.
