I'm a semi-new papercrafter but I can only papercraft well when it comes with instructions. When you guys get a template with a bunches of pieces of paper that all look the same what do you do?

Picture related due to frustration of no instructions included papercraft

Well.. I assume that when you have instructions you cut all the pieces first and then proceed to glue them right?
That's what I do because cutting for me is a bitch... I'm a fucking surgeon with the scisors but it's sooo boring to cut...
When I don't have instructions I cut a piece and then build it immediately... then I put it away!

Another thing.. Most designers number the pieces like no1, no2, no3 in the order it must be assembled...

I cut out all the pieces first thing (most boring thing first), but I just have trouble figuring where tabs go and etc.

Are there any fold lines visible? If you fold everything and follow the size and direction of tabs logically, you should be able to figure something out. Also you probably didn't just download a random model and start figuring out what it was, but I'm guessing you at least have a clue of what it's supposed to look like when finished. Find reference pictures or dive into your memory of the subject, and then look at the pieces again to see if they start finding their places.
