>>94089 Dunno on your printer, but mine came with a cd-ROM that installed the drivers, but also a program to perform some basic maintenance: every time I put new inkt cartridges in, I have to "calibrate" it: it prints a test page with several vertical lines, and several horizontal lines and then I have to tell the program which ones look best so it uses that particular setting. And sometimes when the starts showing "lines", I have to clean the printer heads: not with a Q tip or something, I just open up the "Printer Assistent" program, and tell it to "Clean the printer heads" and then it prints a test page again, and it "blows" out jets of ink, harder than usual I guess, to clear the printer heads of any clogged up blockages I guess or something. I think every printer should have something like this.
