#1) & #2)- What I did was I ripped the model from the game using 3D Ripper DX, imported to Blender, and edited the model tho make it papercraftable while keeping as much of the original geometry as possible.
tl;dr? SHORT VERSION: it was high-poly face, low poly body when I ripped it.
#3)- I put the files in a jpg because I was too lazy to Rapidshare it.
#4)- Screencap is in Pepakura Viewer because it has the option to hide the gaps between pieces in 3D view.
#5)- I included a no-color version for people who wnt to test the model but don't want to use a whole lot of ink.

Appriciate it, (wo?)man. Yeah, I realized that as I was fixing it up in blender. the face is pretty asymmetrical, so I tried laying out the pieces based on the contours of the face, which hopefully makes it easy to put together.

Now the hands - let me tell you, those were a fucking BITCH to lay out! I'm thinking about just making the fingers paste-on in the final version, kind of like the boot sections in NinjaToes's SSBM Link model.
