Ok /po/, I want to make a life sized Triangle Head from Silent Hill. I belong to a company that prints out large symbols, logos, and designs to very large sheets of paper. I already have the template. How should I go about this? Should I use a glue paint roller eehehe?

When scaling it up that big, the best is not to approach it as the papercraft is was, but as a large scale scratchbuild. Make a frame because being hollow is nice for the small pyramidhead, but not for one that big. Make the frame from thick thick posterboard/foamboard as you make the parts one by one, maybe only dryfitting/loosely with tape so you can judge the right size. Then apply the parts around the frame maybe with tape from the inside, glue to the frame, dunno if you'll want to use the actual glueing flaps, they're not that useful on that scale. Your build will also probably be "transparant" when a light shines behind it, you'll see the shadows of every construction you make for it inside, unless you use really thick cardstock. Post pics here if you ever try it. ;)

I was thinking about using staples haha, glue just isn't going to work here as I'm going to use 110 lb cardstock.

#110 cardstock won't be thick enough to stand up well. I'd suggest getting some large cardboard boxes instead, with the textured cardstock on top. Glue applied with a large paintbrush would probably hold up pretty well, but the staples aren't a bad idea either.

You'll probably need to hang a hat in it, tied taught with some string or something to each corner, so it doesn't fall backward or forward when you wear it.

Have you considered being able to see as well? Making a small and useful eyehole in that will be difficult, since the front will probably be pretty far from your actual eyes.

Dude, I'm not going to wear it, rofl. I just think it would look pretty fucking sweet being a full sized death knight. The only thing I'm probably going to have trouble with is pixelation from blowing the images up to be so big. I'll take pictures when it's done. :D
