Do you mean those red lines? That's got nothing to do with "data normality". I get that warning sometimes as well, but I haven't found any problems/changes because of that. It's something in the background, that doesn't really effect the shape of your model I think. The red lines are probably because the polygons aren't connected properly. Did you hold down the CTRL-key when selecting vertices (points) in Metasequoia? If not, then you didn't properly select the points, and now there's a minute gap between the polygons... You could/should fix it Metasequoia by re-doing the effected polygons until Pepakura doesn't give you any red lines anymore when you open it, but most people go for the quick fix: in the 3D model menu of Pepakura, there's an option Join Adjacent Isolated Edge. If you click it, often the red lines go away, sometimes not, and sometimes not all. It depends how much you messed up in Metasequoia. ;o)
