Schneider Cup Racers
Brandano
Well, they aren't the porco rosso planes, but come pretty close. The first is the Macchi-Castoldi MC72, the fastest seaplane in the world, and you can still see it at the National Aeronautics Museum in Vigna Di Valle near Rome. The second is the Curtiss Racer R3C-2, I think the only american plane to ever win a Schneider Cup. The cup was a seaplane race held in Venice in the inter-war years. The designs in Porco Rosso are inspired to these, but fictional. Nice finds, nevertheless :)
