Anyone have the directions/link to this gun? I just printed out a kit for it, and thought I could figure it out from the pictures, but it's looking a little more complicated upon closer inspection.

I would really like some help aswell

I don't remember there being any schematics, exploded views or something like that if that's what you're looking for: only a pack of pictures that probably already was in the pack you downloaded...
>> mew
where did you download that?..

I noticed this, along with many other paper crafts, is made for A4 paper.

Where does /po/ buy their A4 paper? The local Office Max sells some, but it's only 20lb. Any tips on getting heavier (110lb) paper?

A4 paper and cardstock is readily available in the world, except in certain places in the USA. If you live in the US, and have a US letter size printer,I don't even know if those printers can handle ISO A4 paper... The best thing is just use letter size cardstock you're familiar with, and let the printing program scale the templates so they fit.
Or you can go to the store where you buy your regular printer paper, and ask the people that work there if THEY know where you could get some ISO A4 paper cardstock. If they don't know, go to the next store where they sell paper and ask again. Eventually you'll find somebody that actually has this information for you. ;o)
But again: make sure your printer can handle the different paper size!
It should work though, since A4 is a little bit less wide than US letter (I think it's when A4 printers try to print US letter size, that's when you start having problems).

I never scale when I print. I want to be sure that all the parts are set to original scale so there's no fitting conflicts. The only issue with this build that letter length paper produced was the sides of the bottom front half of the gun lost a few millimeters off of one corner (same in both). Easily fixed.

can somebody post their progress with pics and help us all make this gun

buy 20lb.. stick sheets together?

srsly, this is what quite a lot of /po/ does. It works fine.

Actually you're the first I heard to do this. ;)
Hey, if it works for you then it works for you, right!
Most people do use cardstock, others just use regular printer paper, but the finished model is often a bit flimsy. But if you search around a little, I'm sure you can find the cardstock you want.

60304, if it works for you, would you consider maing instructions how to make this.

yes that exactly what I ment

I'm pretty sure most U.S. printers support A4 paper, even if it isn't a standardized format in the U.S. At least I know every printer I've ever had does. (I would assume every printer that supports U.S. letter and has an adjustable tray supports A4, since A4 is thinner.
But, I'll just check around stores then, I suppose. It's just that all of the major (see: Office Max/Depot and Michaels Art supply) didn't have them in stock and weren't able to do anything as far as stocking some "just for me" since it isn't a common request.
Bastards.
