So I've been hanging out in /po/ and it's been blowing me away. As it happens I need a new hobby, so I figured I would ask the experts.

Can anybody recommend a good site to start learning paper craft/origami?

Honestly, I started here. This is the best place. Trial and error but eventually youll pick up tips.

Just always remember to give back what you learn.

An adaptation of Satoshi Kamiya's Wizard model. Search Rapidshare for his "Works of Satoshi Kamiya," which contains instructions for it.

For papercraft I actually have to recommend Yamaha's website. Obviously you aren't going to start with their complex bike models, but they have an excellent set of flash video tutorials.

Covers cutting the parts out, methods for scoring and folding, curving for rounded parts, gluing (less is more) and some of the tools you'll use.

Then just find some nice simple models and get started.
