I dunno, something like this one? http://billybob884.deviantart.com/art/Gregg-the-Reaper-PDF-pgs-1-5-73060387
Except taller and with a retextured face. I know the blue glow probably wouldn't come through unless we use some blue led's but I imagine I can live without that if I need to ;)

I wouldn't complain about having the Death of Rats papercraft either, pic related :)

good to see so many pratchett fans, there was a ps1 game of discworld, not sure if they were 3d or sprites, might be worth looking into trying to reverse engineer a pepakura design out of it if it was

This is an artistic interpretation of him.

He has two blue pin points like tinny stars for eyes.
His scythe gives off a corona of blue light that extends out from the edge of it's blade caused by dieing are molecules as they blow in to it and are cut in two.
He some times caries a sword that he uses for kings.

He can often be seen with an hour glass.
He two has an hour glass but it is bigger and has no sand in it. (I forget if it is gold or bone, description of it is in Reaper Man)

He is made from implacable bone (meaning he can not change his expression, though he has no trouble in the context of a story with conveying his emotions).
He likes Cats, likely in part because they can always see him.
He wears Black, and rides a white living horse named Binky.

I think that is all of his descriptive attributes (you would think there would be more).

How about a paper model of Death from Sandman?
