1) /po/ veterans generally use cardstock ranging from 65 lb to 110 lb cardstock. 110 lb is ROUGHLY 200 gsm (g/m^2), though I'm not sure about 65 lb.
2) Cardstock is heavier paper, basically. I'm sure your printer can print cardstock, as long as you change the settings so that it adjusts itself to to do.
If you have a old or crappy printer, reading the manual could help too.
Additional Notes: Be sure to score your fold lines, otherwise your folds will look like total crap. Edge coloring will help too.
And now, I have a question for you: What glue do you use?
