When doing papercraft, remember to fold everything before you try to stick it together with glue. It also helps to roll the paper around a round object, like a pencil or a pop can. Plan out the easiest plan for how to put everything together before you start gluing.
For the prince papercraft, I have a few suggestions that might help with putting it together, though it is a rather simple papercraft that turns out looking really nice. For the head, I try to glue the round line part to the rectangle part of the head first. I do this for both sides, and this is where rounding the paper before gluing becomes really helpful. After that, I glue the rectangle to itself to make the cylindrical shape. The last thing I glue on the head piece are the two circles. This works well because they hold the least amount of stress for the final shape. That way you can make sure everything else has a strong bond. I would also recommend putting all of the body together before attaching it to the head, so you have an opening that you can use to push from the inside of the model. I usually have the round hand part of the arms face forward, which I didn't do on the prince when I made him.
