dear /po/

how you print the template?

print by color printer, or print it on color paper, etc?

I print by color printer, and it consume so much ink sometime.

Usually, the templates have colors/textures on them so yeah, you print those with a color printer on white cardstock. It can use a lot of ink, but that depends on the model of course: big models use a lot of ink, and small models use less. ;o)
But you should be able to print quite a few papercrafts with one ink cartridge, or else there's something wrong with your printer...

Sometimes however, a template will only have the cutting and folding lines (no colors/textures). Those you can print using a black and white printer on colored cardstock. It will usually say so if that is the case, since it's not very common. I remember a Gundam once that used this method. It saves a lot of ink (and then somebody came along and digitally colored the template...), but you'll have to find the right colors of cardstock which sometimes isn't easy either...
