Guys, Im new, so plz be gentle.
Im basically looking for papercraft of:
Old school games (characters and such)
And old retro-looking robots.

Games like Metal Slug etc? Pic related as fuck.

You remember seeing small thumbnails of a papercraft Metal Slug tank in here, not the actual templates.
The templates were a bonus that you got when you bought a special Japanese version of the PS2 game Metal Slug 3D.

*cries*

Do want so badly.

I agree though, I don't remember there being any template for it posted.

That is Metal Slug (hence the logo on the first page)

Thankyou, Anon!

I am this close to considering making a little diorama of the first Wolfenstein 3D level.. (Was playing it again last night)

that would be genius

Yes, but those are the small thumbnails I was tal;king about, not the actual templates: they're actual 4 pages, cramped together in one small image, unfortunately...
Did you manage to build it?

Doom 2 Diorama

is this relevant to your interests?

Sadly, I don't have nearly enough time to actually build papercraft, much less anywhere to do it. So I just download and save the ones I like and pretend that one day I will have them all built.

1+ gigs of papercraft... riiiiiight.

As for this papercraft, i guess the dimensions are a little small. alas.

surely you can just resize in 'shop/MS paint?

Guys OP here:
What I wanted for my OP pic was the image of BJ looking all hardcore with a pistol, when you go to the "Level Complete" Screen?
I couldn't find it however. But Wolf3d Characters aren't very 3d, how easy would it be to make a papercraft template, of the brown soldier for example? Can anyone do such a thing?
Maybe screenshot from the game, trhen add the tabs and stuff? But that would make it kinda flat.
Thoughts?

>>60226Resizing them is not a problem, re-sizing them while maintaining the quality is. I didn't dare to try this, I'll wait till the original scans turn up, like Wind Waker Link. ;o)

Unless you're gonna do from-scratch that's pretty much the only alternative. In Wolf 3D the only pics of BJ are of the title screen and him with a chaingun in the help menu.
In-game there's a sprite of him running and jumping in victory (When you finish an episode), however he has no gun. :(

Oh and of course the level complete screen like you say, but that's only his top-half right?
