Print this image on the front of a page. It should clearly mark the upper-left and upper-right limits of your printing.
Fold the page in half from side to side. The two marks should perfectly overlap (hold it up to a light). If they don't, you have a margin problem; adjust your print settings to make your printout centered. You won't waste as much ink tweaking your settings this way.
Once you have it centered, as long as you're printing images that are the same size, they also should line up perfectly.
