ITT: The improper or unorthodox tools you use for papercrafting

Kobalt Segmented Retractable Utility Knife (bad at long curves, can 'detach' shoddy gluings, also can crease, folds too small for tweezers)
Elmer's Rubber Cement (heavy parts with broad spaces)
Toothpick/Bamboo Skewer to apply glue
Hard Composition Notebook as cutting board

a rusty combat knife, semen and blood as an adhesive, and a small child as a cutting board.

I have the tip from an old compass stuck into a paintbrush handle, I use it to score all of my folds so folding after cutting is like buttah.

I thought this thread was about UNORTHODOX tools, like pushrods for curling parts, dead floppies for straightedges and glue palettes, DVD polycases to hold cutout pieces, and a leather thong strung across the ceiling with toy-twist-ties hooked through clothes pins to clamp and hang drying parts. /po/ is full of trolls, underage b&, downers and amateurs.

i used a thin pointed nail file i used to shave plastic models to score folds for papercraft and one time i used krazy glue :( and sometimes i use paperclips kind of like vices when my hands are full.

Gift card - cutting board
Ear scoop (the one you use to take out earwax) - scoring knife

trolls are retarded by nature, even if it's the slowest board of 4chan they try to troll here...

i use a stack of lined paper as a cutting board and sometimes to wipe glue off my toothpick on. and since i don't have a pair of real scissors, i use the one on my pocketknife. and a little kid's three inch ruler to help score.

i fail at using the back of the exacto knife to score, but i managed to save myself by using the point of a metal nail file. pretty bomb.

straight edge idea: other than a ruler? i don't know. maybe if you have a small mirror that's square or rectangular...?

i use a chopstick ( a rather nice one at that) to apply glue to areas.

If I can't find a paper clip or a toothpick, I'll take off the plastic end of my glasses' temple and use the thin metal rod underneath.

Sometimes I cut using my dad's hair trimming scissors, and score using a chunk of plastic from a cut up empty bottle.

I use the dirt cleaning tool on a pair of fingernail clippers to score my pieces.

I use my penis to cut paper and my wrists as cutting boards
