Sup /po/.

Seeing as how it's so close to Christmas, anyone have fancy box origami? Most of the stuff I found was pretty basic.

Ooh, different shapes would be cool as well. Pretty much everything I could find on google was square.

I wonder what your technique was - I had trouble reading data out of one of those PDF files because it was protected. I got some random program to turn them into DXF files, then took them into a vector program to tidy up and arrange.

Anyway, this is what I ended up with - I printed it on off-white card and stippled gold enamel paint on, before scoring and cutting in the usual way. Merry Chrimbo and all that.

Copy to clipboard, paste, repeat.

Since it's not in its original format, it's harder to edit, but that never stopped me before.

Hm, harder to edit, but you don't need to dick around with obscure programs. I thought I'd save time initially, but I ended up spending enough on my own solution. Oh well.

The lid I found reasonably easy - yet I found the base really quite difficult. It's all that getting your finger into a tiny gap to press the tab together.

That's when you unfold a paperclip and let it do the work for you...
