Not quite. That's the CP for version 2.1. The picture is of version 3.something. There's no available CP (as far as I know), but it was shown at a convention I think (like on a little card displayed next to it). The difference is easily seen in the scales. The CP'd version does not have scales on the legs, and the one in the photo uses a more elaborate scale.
