Sorry, didn't know what Suigintou was.

Naoto Horiguchi has similar-styled work, some with crease patterns at http://photos.yahoo.co.jp/sakamata102/

It's ultra-complex box-pleating.

ultra complex doesn't begin to describe those, but they are certainly beautiful.

I'm the guy who posted the links. Check the link (sakamata102) and you can see what crease patterns are available. If you click on characters, and then the link to the right of the one that has the number 15, that will be the show all photos in the characters folder link (next to the show next 15 link). You can see what's there. Also, in addition to the characters folder is another one, full of insects.

Warning: these are ultra complex super intense box-pleated crease patterns.

I know I looked(obviously, I posted images from there), but Rena is not available, and I have an extreme WANT!

I've heard someone mention box pleating in one or two of the recent origami threads. I have no clue what it is, though I may have done something like it before. Could you please enlighten me? Thanks.

Box-pleating is basically any type of origami where all the creases are built on a square grid. If you look at the crease patterns in that album, you will see that the creases are all at 90 degrees or 45 degrees.
