Samus Anonymous
Dear /po/

I'm looking for any Samus papercrafts, either from Metroid or Smash Bros. But not the crappy Morph Ball one.

Can anon deliver?

OP will make us one! (or at least rip me a 3d model)

If someone explains how to rip 3D models, then I'll make one.

Not a little later? Ya know, AFTER you fixed the 3D model so it might become buildable?
/po/eple DON'T skip that step, and don't try to do it quickly just because it can be the most difficult and annoying step, because it's also by far the most important one!!

This has been in the "gonna make this" bin for some time, I work on it when I'm bored.
Still trying to figure out which of the 38 textures goes where, and after that I need to lower the polycount and fix all the parts that are not possible in paper (like the shoulder armor going inside her body like every other joint: ankles, knees,, wrists, elbows, shoulders, hips, neck and so on...) or just don't look good (like that broken thumb of hers...)

ok, crap. 1) thanks for the 3-d models, they're great. 2) can someone get us the models with JUST the head? I seem to fail epicly at 3-d editing. 3) how the hell am I supposed to open any of these in Pepukura?

Although you can save the 3D models as Google Earth4 files and these can be opened in Pepakura Designer (stuff like this is usually explained on the product website, and this time is no different...: http://www.tamasoft.sakura.ne.jp/pepakura-en/productinfo/func5.html) you SHOULD NOT open these in Pepakura.
First you should edit the 3D model so it can be made in a fun to build papercraft, not a frustrating to build one.
