here's a cute polar bear - named "global warning" designed by kenn munk. i don't think it's been released yet, but i really don't think you can justify paying 10 pounds for this...even if it's going to be a "limited run" of 100 pieces.

here's a preview pic of the template...anyone interested in enlarging it and fixing it up?
>> Anonymous

YES
>> Anonymous
Needs apples in ice cube.
>> in.cog.nito !Pwelrnp2DI
not bad.

why not enlarge it with photoshop, then take it to the online vectorizing website?
>> Anonymous
oh wow, that's just adorable.

enlarged it, now for someone to fix it up

please talk about this 'vectorizing website'...
Link?
>> Anonymous

Vectorizing won't be of any use if it cannot detect the lines. I cut out all the useless stuff from this picture. Someone has to redraw the lines. Unfortunately, you cannot exactly see all of them. If the preview pic was only a LITTLE larger...
>> Anonymous
>>123224

Hmmm,I can sorta see the lines.I'm gonna go ahead and build this.
>> Anonymous
>>123189
Because automatic vectorizing is far from perfect, and when it's just simple shapes with nothing but straight lines, you are much better of "tracing" it "by hand" in Photoshop or some other image software. Wouldn't be hard,>>123224
is more than sufficient to do this.

I was bored and just tried to make one of the pieces using Flash and a couple of layers.

It's the little piece at the bottom.
>> Anonymous
>>123251
Nice. But I'm afraid the small parts aren't that easy
>> Lion-kun !OTQTwttDTA

Inbetween building a papercraft I made the one of the feet(without melted ice cream) also.

I'm sure somebody is alot better with photoshop and etc than me so if you want my current file just say so.

If I actually end up being the one to finish it, I'll make one without the melted ice cream and a little cube of ice with an apple in it and post that too.

from here the actual modification can occur, eg clean-up

>> Lion-kun !OTQTwttDTA
I'm still working on it, I got most of the outside of everything traced out and some of the parts finished for the most part.
>> Anonymous
     File :-(, x)
am i the first one to do it? its a bit retarded though.
>> Lion-kun !OTQTwttDTA
>>123657

Do you build the part that is above where it says Build This first? I'm just curious to what the hell that is since it has this piece sticking out of it with the arrows and I'm not sure if that piece is part of the model or not.
>> Anonymous
>>123657
lol wut
>> Anonymous
>>123659
i ignored that part, cos i couldnt see wat the hell it was anyway, but seems like without that the model makes out fine, just need some triming here and there
>> Lion-kun !OTQTwttDTA
I've got 4 of the parts completely done for the most part. And all the other parts have most of the fold lines completely done and I just finished the puddle of melted Ice cream.

One thing to make this quicker, is anybody here good with photoshop or another imaging program, I need a little thing made for this.

Looking for somebody to make a cube that looks like a block of ice with a apple in it.
So I don't have to spend my time doing and can get all the lines right and do the ice cream cone instead.

Here is a picture of a cube diagram, you can use that or make your own.

I'd like to say this is why I hate /po/, but retards are doing it across the web. Who the fuck puts the rastor in PDF? Who the fuck converts vector to png?
Oooo PDF, superior format... only if you're fucking working in vector, otherwise it's like putting high octane in your lawnmower. Then I see LOOK LOOK i'm doing vector, and it is posted in a fucking RASTOR filetype... so here is the goddamned lamp-oil being poured in a Lamborghini.
fuck this shit, just fuck it

I agree with the rant. I also see that /po/ does have a preference for defecation. Too bad, I'm feeling annoyed today.

>>123991This is truth.
He can contact me and I'll put him on the share list for this one when it's done. The rest of /po/ can graciously fuck off.
