Have you tried prntscrn-paste to paint-resize?

The download is a pdo...if you know your way around Pepakura, you can just rescale it yourself and split up the larger pieces to still fit on regular letter paper. A roommate and I did that with this model some time ago - we only got about halfway done before we lost interest, though. It would've been pretty impressive if we got it done, 3 feet long or so.

Warning: the turrets are a pain.

If I'm not mistaken, then you press CTR+J to scale up ten percent.
