Hey. After lurking for a good amount of time and downloading most of what I've seen I have figured out that there is just no end to the amount of size and complexity to the things that can be made of paper. So on those larger projects (like Howl's Moving Castle) how do you connect completed pieces? How much forethought do you have to put into large assembly??

Usually the pieces are printed in an order that makes sense from a construction point of view. I'm building the other howl's moving castle, and the first pages have the parts for the base and the main body, whereas the later pages have the smaller details.

>>199926To connect completed pieces together, such as if they were separate sections, just slather on some glue and hold down for a while. If there are tabs, use them.
>>200755The point of the thread is for advice for generally sophisticated projects.Even still, encouraging more people to enjoy and contribute to /po/ should be in your interest. If you can't say anything better then 'go die newfag' then go back to /b/.

*snif* I just thought /po/ would be so much better!BAWWWWWW

>>200753well, not always. but seriously dude. if you don't get it, just look at the pieces, assume the tabs will line up perfectly with where they are to be stuck, and look at the final model. Papercraft isn't rocket science.
