Don't know if this has been discussed in the dark ages of /PO/, but I have .dff and .txd files for cars from GTA, and was wondering if there is a way (easy, elegant, or otherwise) to turn these into something that can be papercrafted?

Thots?

yes you put them on rapidshare and someone who can be arsed downloads them and simplifies the models and then loads them into pep designer, peps them and posts the files? unless those files aren't the 3d files

I'll upload one tonight/tomorrow for others to look at. The .dff file is supposed to be the mesh and the .txd is the texture. I dunno...

I Googled and could not find any program that I have (Pepakura, Metasequoia, Autocad!) that anyone said would open and allow manipulation or transfer to something else. Mebbe others who are more graphically able (meaning a real badass, I only program CNCs!) can do it.

Until later...
