School starts tomorrow, and we're going to make a paper bridge the first or second week of school. I know they do it at architecture school, are there any architects on /po/?Or anyone else that knows how to make one?halp /po/
cylinders are the strongest shape asides from spheres. Build one with two cylinders supporting the bridge should be pretty strong.
3 sheets of paper.tape them together along the long edges. roll the two outside sheets as tight as you can and tape them into that position leaving approximately 7-8 inches in between them.
>>170320>>170327Approximately how much would that be able to hold?
>>170355Ehm... try it?
>>170327here>>170355Mine held an entire 2 liter soda without even bending. You can use more sheets in the braces if you want. The bridge i made was 2 sheets thick on the supports.
