I can print 40 black and white pages a day at my school. These are all the B&W ones I have made so far

/r/ Papercrafts that would look good in Black and White

You'd have better luck with scissors than a butter knife.

Sorry, that was uncalled for ;)

There are some nice ones over at tamasoft.co.jp that only use black lines to tell you where to fold or cut the paper. Other than that, they're completely white and work based off of the light and shadows. I've seen 3 dragons, some nice heads, and a few other things along those lines.

As for ones that actually come in color, the 3ch AA ones turn out nicely. I think the website for those is dfnt.net, but I'm not sure. The nicer of the two mootcats and Yotsuba would work out nicely in black and white as well.

I know there's more that would work nicely, but that's all I can think of based off the ones I have already made.

I guess I should also say what criteria I'm using to figure out what would be nice in B&W. I am looking for colors that would transfer nicely into a black, a white, or a mid gray. That way the places that would usually use color to define themselves will still be visible in black and white. And the B&W photography class I took last Spring doesn't hurt either.

/r/ ing the Gate papercraft.

I think this godzilla would look good in monochrome. Linked because 4chan won't upload for me. http://www.filefactory.com/file/31c354/
