If I'm correct, some parts are just "sheet panels", right? So they'll be just the width of a piece of cardstock? You'd have a textured front then, but a white backside. Some modellers make a seperate page with colored rectangles in the right places to be printed on the other side to avoid this. You could do the same, but I have to say I'm not a very big fan of that myself; I usually don't print those "backside pages" anyway, but people would have the choice.
Also, some of those "sheet panels" look like they're "hovering" a little above the engines for instance (or not, it's very hard to see in your pictures). Now this is no problem in a virtual 3D model, but for a real world papercraft, you need something to glue them to... But like I said, I may be mistaken about this, because it's very hard to see if this is the case.
