How do I go about making a mask like this papercrafting experts?
You could start off by distinguishing the difference between plain old papercrafting and paper-mâché.

In other words, that's not papercraft, it's paper mache, and doesn't apply to /po/. /po/ is not "things made of paper".

Maybe you could get one of these cheap plastic masks and use it as a mold to form the paper on top of it(can't see from the image -- are they both the same or are the masks unique to their faces??)
