Hello there /po/

Does anyone have a completed picture of this model? It's my first papercraft and I'm having trouble placing the legs, and figuring out what those tiny black triangles at the top are.

Thanks in advance <3

Since it's the same as the Kirby and Meta Knight models, save the eyes, it should come out looking like those.

The feet are tricky. You can put them on two different ways.

One way is like this...

...and another is like this.

The black triangles are glue tabs that you can use to help glue the feet directly to the model.

The last time a Kirby thread came up (might still be up, not sure), there was discussion about that hole in the bottom of the models. You know, that white one at the bottom of the main piece. Nobody knew exactly how that fit with the feet, so it was concluded that the hole was left there for accessibility, so you could easily close up the main piece as a circle. If you want, you can MSPaint it off before you print it out.

Hope this helped.

OP here, I don't get which parts you glue to which part though. And are there more templates involving Kirby? Like say Kirby, MetaKnight, and Dedede? Thank you for the help.

You're not the OP, you imposter!

However, thanks a bunch for helping me GoblinGuy. I'll post the models for whoever needs them.

You glue everything to the main body. Directly. Hopefully this isn't too confusing.

I think this is Buggzy (Or however his name is spelt). It'd be great if someone could make a better face, or his tusks or something.

Shucks howdy folks, we've learned an important lesson here today.

So when the last thread came up and I whipped up the Waddle Dee and Waddle Doo really quick, the first thing after posting them that I was going to do was test-build them to make sure everything lined up.

Then Psycomega posted>>146184
that one. It looked like an official, so I figured I must have done everything right.

WRONG.

The lines on the eye pattern in>>146184
do NOT match up. I will fix my version when I get the time, and this one as well if I have even more time.

Moral: Test-build before release, even if you think there's no possible way it could be wrong.

Hmm, I'm not quite sure if I'm following.

I've just finished mine (Thanks to your help) and the eye looks fine. Which lines do you mean?

>>146207
Eh? Yours didn't show up horribly off-center? Then what the heck went wrong with mine?
>> Anonymous
Oh right, yeah the lines are off-center (Not quite that bad, for some reason). Guess I didn't notice, I should really be getting some sleep.

It'd be awesome if you fixed them sometime though, it'd look a lot better.

>>146205
Does that mean that with>>146195the eye is wrong as well?

here, i whipped up a quick fix, probably really crappy but i think it will work, well enough for most but for some really critical people they still may want to do it right
>> Anh1l1at1on

and a smoother fix
looks a lil better to me.
dunno about you.

test build pics next

and the testbuilds

the top one is the smoother fix, bottom is first fixt

Boo-Lolo and Lala editor here...

I actually worked on my own edit of Waddledoo (when the blue eye needed to be applied to GoblinGuy's base)- but GoblinGuy beat me to posting him in the other thread, so I didn't post mine. XD; But in my version, I did try to make adjustments so that the eye would line up...

I'm not sure how effective it will be, but here it is if anyone wants to give it a try.
>> Psycomega
>>146205
I didn't build it, so I didn't know. Sorry about that.
>>146246
Thanks for fixing it.

Anyway, like I said last thread, I don't know if they're official. My best guess is that they're edits, being that I got them from here during /po/'s beginnings.

>>146358
Oh, nono. I wasn't blaming you for anything. Didn't mean to come off that way.
>> Psycomega
>>146362
It's OK, you didn't. I was merely apologizing for spreading an inferior template due to my ignorance of its completed state. Damn that was wordy.
