They actually look pretty different. The half windsor is pretty easy to do but always looks really bad. The full winsor is a lot fatter and actually looks like a tie. I don't have much experience with the other one on the list and I'm too lazy to try it out right now.

It depends on what material your tie is made of. If the material is thick (wool, leather), you use a small knot (four-in-hand). If your tie i made of thin material (silk), you use a bigger knot (half-Windsor). If your tie is a very cheap nylontie or very old and outworn you had to use a good knot so the tie don't work loose. Use the Windsor in this situation.
