Hey /po/,
some if not most of you have done extremely hard paper crafts.
I was wondering if you could give some tips I could use when I start making those really hard ones.
And also if you could share your stress experiences when working on them, that would be interesting to hear as well.

pic very related.

no stress, just relax!

When you get stressed, go do something else, or you'll end up crumpling the whole thing into the tiniest ball possible, calling it an origami rock, and regretting it the next day.

Also, tweezers for holding the tiny bits together help more than words can express.

Oh, god.
I was making Pyramid head MK II, Rex, and a goth girl. (all out of regular paper) I leave my room for a second, and when I come back in, my huge cat is laying on them. They were ruined. TT_TT
And secondly, I used to papercraft in my living room, on top of a small shelving unit turned on its side. I would put the models I was working on in the cubbyholes. One day, I pull my cat out from inside, and she's chewing on my almost -finished Jackel, also made out of regular paper.
I bounced back, but I learned that cats and papercraft don't mix as well as you'd think.

take it slowly, use tweezers, stop if you get frustrated - and kill any cats in the area
