What music does /po/ listen to while they're creating magical paper arts? pic definitely related.
i prefer silence
i hear rock really loud
not really related to papercrafts or origami. ask /mu/, this is not even close to on topic
>>189871Sure it is. You've got the paper, you've got the scissors, all you need is the ROCK!
>>189872YOU'VE GOT THE TOUCH! YOU'VE GOT THE POWER!
I usually stick on episodes of SG1 that I've already seen in the background. When I do listen to music I put on something upbeat.
>>189871who cares if its not 1000% on topic. its related and its interesting. i dont want a list of papercraft models, i want a community.i usually watch friends or west wing or dexter or whatever it is im watching at the time while i /po/. otherwise trance or something.
jazz
>>189875Yeah i hear most people just have tv running in the background while they do projects and stuff.
NIN or Depeche Mode, but I usually listen to that anyway. Most of the time I'll catch up on Daily Show and the Colbert Report instead.
Lately while working on modeling (for papercraft) I've been watching Star Trek and Star Trek the next generation, both don't require much attention to get the gist of the episode.Alternatively, I listen to podcasts, I find they are better to keep focused on working and keep you stimulated mentally.
Today I was lucky enough to 'get' to hear 'My Little Pony Live! The World's Biggest Tea Party' cause that's what it took to distract my 5 year old long enough to get to DO any papercraft :P
TF2 sounds or random cartoons.>>189958http://www.geocities.com/EnchantedForest/4364/pd.html

Boris, Sigh, Demetori
God Speed! You Black Emperor or some other post rock. Maybe Isis. But usually I have adult swim on, since I only do PC later in the night.
Rob Zombie.
John Browns Body.. um
>>189872That was really funny, lolPS love your papercraft designs :)
I listen to audiobooks, actually. Listening to a good audiobook while foldan papers is actually one of the best things I do, as I'm having fun, creating stuff and learning stuff at the same time.
>>190040Any suggestions?
cannibal corpse
>>190040I agree totally with you there. I listen to audiobooks constantly. Right now, in fact, I'm listening to R.A.Salvatore's Passage to Dawn.

Boston - More than a feeling
Daft Punk or Basshunter
anything that really catches my attention, but I definitely stick close to daft punk, pendulum, and a few other artists inbetween.I listen to Pandora radio, so it throws a lot of random stuff related to my faves at me. Cool site.
Muse, though I pretty much listen to them all the time
>>190698Pandora ftw. I almost forgot that existed. Type in a song that puts you in a good mood, and get a shit ton of similar songs. Fuck yes.<3 I've gotta start using that for papercraft.
