I have no idea either how much it would cost either, especially since if you really talk to a professional modeller, he or she would probably contact Krupps to inquire about copyright; that can get pretty pricy, but since it's not a video game or movie character but a mining vehicle, it might not be that big a deal. They'll probably start from a 3D model like most of us do, making it themselves, or hiring someone else for that, or obtaining one from Krupps (or at least the info for it). Then the actual paper model designing part. If you're serious about it, just google and send some e-mails to paper model designing companies if it would be possible and how much they usually charge? Though you probably already have done so?
