He's probably lying, trying to get us worked up over the model. :(

No, this Saber papercraft has been posted on /po/ several times now, but quick search on Rapidsearch only gave me an old (dead) link. http://rapidsearch.yi.org/?s=saber+paper
If you search a little longer, you might be able to find a working one.

Here, if you search for just saber (w/o paper)
http://rapidsearch.yi.org/?s=saber
Look for the ones that have /po/ behind them (meaning they were archived from this board)
Seem to be several working ones, but I didn't check them to see if it's this one (don't worry, chances are it is).
ITT we teach you how to use the interweb.

AND, it is also included in the Mizuiro Gakuen pack. I got it from there.

Works fine for me. At first I thought the guy that designed the model didn't want people to alter it, so he locked the file and you were trying to open them in the designer instead of the viewer, but that doesn't seem to be the case.
Maybe you need to rename the files? My guess is the filenames were originally Japanese and my computer changes them into "normal" characters, maybe yours doesn't? That seems to be a problem sometimes as well for some people (never encountered this problem myself).
If that doesn't work: use the pdf files.

thx
i rename the files , tada it works

thx for the file, but question,

when i opened the files, it seems like there isnt the frilly part at the end of her dress

was wondering if it was like that for everybody else D:

I noticed this as well, it seems like the model pictured had been altered just a bit and the one that we were given is sans frills.

It would be hard to put that back in one you printed it out or even shoop it a bit.
