MASTERFUL EXPOSURE

Could've been worse, at least the flash was turned off. I am impressed how little chromatic aberation is present though.

Next time take off the sunglasses, if you're getting blinded by the sun so will the camera. Not to mention, that had to look dark in the screen after the photograph was taken.

I can't tell if anonymous is being sarcastic or not. Thought it was pretty fab

I kind of like it. I'm a sucker for silhouettes of trees against skies though. I would've cropped it from the top half up so just focus on the trees and the top half of the tank.

If the silouette was unbroken, that is the tank on it's own and a (small) tree or two to the right of it then that would be great. However, to me, the trees coming out the top of the tank are distracting as both are of equal brightness and focus. If it were a portrait, something equivalent would be to have the subject stand in front of a plant and have it in focus. It just wouldn't look right.

I think the OP should go back and take more photos of the tank and its friends though. I bet there are a lot of interesting bits on it like the tracks, wheels and barrel.

Here is one of my own, I'd love to remove some of those trees with a chainsaw but I think the neighbours would complain ;)

btw, are the dates on this thread correct? I'm sure this was much older than a week.
