How dose /p/ scan there prints??

(i keep getting told to get a film scanner when ever i ask this at uni but then i lose all my efforts from the dark room.. and thats the bit i love the most)

Picture unrelated (but nice anyway)

if you insist on a flatbed scanner a V700 is just fine, provided you print at least 8x10. the larger print can compensate for the inevetiable digial conversion loss

1) A hot ass is not in and of itself notable.
2) That image has been posted hundreds of times on /p/. It's stale.

I was getting the shittiest scans from my epson v200 from film until I started using vuescan. Excellent program. pic related. I deleted everything from before vuescan, suffice to say it was utter shit.

I highly suggest not scanning a print. Why even bother with digital when you already have a beautiful fiber silver print?

If you just want a way to get the images onto a website, and not to reprint digitally, then quality isn't a huge issue since most will be lost on the web anyway.

If you want to reprint the image, then I highly suggest scanning the film, or at least starting with a silver print at least as large as your final inkjet print will be.
