Better than most. You waited for the light, that's good. You made a decent exposure, that's also good (I personally would've underexposed just a little more in order to really cut out that unnecessary detail of the houses and silhouette them). You included a foreground, midground, and background. That's -great-. Compositionally, you're using the horizon to cut the photo in half, which really hurts things. That's really the only bad thing I can find to say about this picture. Otherwise it's rather nice.
