naw, is there a way to make these types of scenes more vibrant?with settings? I'm just fucking around with snapshot camera. Or maybe photos shop...dunno.

Better light for starters, OP. Overcast skies pretty much dull everything down.

in photoshop, go to
layer>new adjustement layer> hue/saturation
layer>new adjustement layer> levels
layer>new adjustement layer> curves
layer>new adjustement layer> selective color

this is four basic adjustement layers that can/should be applied to every picture. no digital picture is perfect out of the camera.
