mmmm...id say too much of a distracting background. the dog is in a nice pose, but i dont quite like the distance.

C+ --> two different subjects in same picture...trees vs dog. the picture is actually focused about 3-4 feet behind the dog so you're getting a balanced focus on the background and the dog which is why they both appear to be in focus...background not soft enough/foreground not sharp enough.

Judging from the thumbnail alone, the tilt and overexposure of the dog's fur ruins the picture.
