new camera model. Shadoling.
www.shadoling.deviantart.com / www.murdoc-niccals.deviantart.com here again.

I just got a new camera model--thing sucks up Triple A's like a sponge does with water, but the focus and the way it still-frames is really phenominal. It's a Vivitar, secondhand, but I really enjoy it. I'll post some pics I've recently taken, and would like constructive critique, if you have the time, please. Thank you for viewing.^_^

Also, that's my friend Maureen above, and sorry I forgot to re-size that one.

Both portraits are over exposed.

Buildings are out of focus.

I think you mean underexposed.

Which is true about the second one, but the first one looks fine to me, other than the camera shake visible at full resolution. Try holding your camera more still. Or, better yet, get yourself a tripod.

Oh God, the JPEG compression artifacts, they burns us!

I like the composition on this one, but again the JPEG artifacts. Try saving at higher quality when you resize. Also, there's something horribly wrong with the focusing in that one, I think.

Meh. Way underexposed, not a very interesting pose.
