Yes. This would be an absolutely great paic if the whole wheel was in the picture.

that and it needs to be rotated.

Yes, because the key to good photography is to make sure that the subject is absolutely dead center and shot straight on.

(I think it looks quite good how it is)

No, that's not the point, but a balanced picture IS. I don't care about the rotation part, but it should be cropped differently. If you want only part of the wheel in the picture, then emphasize it further. Don't cut off this small a part from it.

the pic is good how it is, i dont think you need to be super critical on how 'artsy' it is/isn't

OP wanted improvement, dipwit.

True, but I don't think the suggestions given so far would improve it.

Agreed. I mean if it was a more interesting section, maybe just the bottom half, then it'd be fine, but it doesn't seem like an accident.

First glance, you look at the wheel and expect to see the whole thing, it's like seeing a picture load on 56k and then missing the end.

I understand what you're trying to say--without cropping, other parts of the fairground showed up--if I could get the whole wheel without distraction in the background, I would. I'll find the original file soon.in the meantime, another of my pics.
