Minolta Scan Dual III Anonymous
What are these? All my negative film scans are full of lines like this.

They can't be scratches, so what are those? :/

I'm using vuescan since nothing else works on 64-bit Vista.

Looks like a typical overpriced, crappy, drug store scan to me. Did you get these scanned a CVS or something? If it's from your own scanner you may need to invest in a new one.
