Wanted to shoot the lights on the building at night, Waited till the sky was dark dark blue before doing it though.

And yes I've taken pretty much this exact same shot before. (but daylight, and IR lol)

Cool colors, I only wish it would've started a bit more to the left to include all of the stairs and had more room on the top and bottom to breath a tad.

Do this shot again but with good lined cirrus clouds. They would interact well with the ground elements. Also maybe remove those trees in front of the building down the path. They're so bright they're rather distracting, though they're almost worth it because they are interesting.

Darken yes, clone out no.. lights have halo effects on the area around them, creating very difficult spheres of varying exposure.

The original edit is also closer to my first shot of the area, so I'm more partial to it lol.
