Heh. I was looking at the picture and thinking "Huh. This is really shitty quality for a Digital Rebel. What the hell lens was he using, and what ISO? Odd that he'd crop it like that instead of leaving it at the rebel's normal 3:2 aspect ratio..."

So I checked the exif: 5.8mm. Lolwut?

So... yeah.

Weird lies about your gear aside, this would be a cool shot if (as you say) the cone guy had been in focus and it weren't so damn noisy. I'd recommend actually getting a Digital Rebel (or some other DSLR) with a decent lens and trying again next Halloween.
