Temperature does not affect exposure. (I know, your hands were shaking.) If you are taking pictures outside, in the sun, unless it's very early morning or very late afternoon, they should never, ever be blurry. There's more than enough light to overcome even the worst hand shaking. Unless you're Michael J. Fox, in which case you need 1/8000s exposures.
Take that dial where you set Landscape mode, and turn it to M. Look up the basics of exposure online, learn how to read your meter, and you will improve so much.
This shot could've been done at 1/125s at f/5.6 and ISO 400. Maybe even 320 or something. You're about a stop overexposed. Maybe 2/3s of a stop.
