pic related, it's garbage

Because It's a bad photo.. There is all mid-tones in the photo, and you haven't even tried to do any levels adjustment or anything. Put effort into what you submit.

my opinion,
the right side is just alittle to hot. burn it down to make it alittle more even of a picture. anyones eyes will go to the brightest spot in the picture for this it is the whole right side.

OP here.

I only have a camera. I don't have any photo editing skills, nor the best software. I only have Paint.NET, and I'm doubtful that's a really good application for such thing.

I tried leveling with the camera and center the iron design in the middle, so it can look symmetrical.

OP again.

And I also have a bad camera (Samsung L100), but I try to make my best with it.

I've also just began doing photos.

Doesn't matter what you are taking a picture with, just what you are taking a picture of. People get too caught us in minute image quality differences and sharpness and forget about what photography is really about.

Also, levels and color editing never turns a bad picture into a good one.

This isn't quite true. I understand and agree with the idea that it won't turn the OP into a masterpiece, but even the best photo with an (unintentionally) weird color balance and no shadows or highlights will look like ass.

I would do a pic related by sucking the contrast out of and doing a weird tint on some photograph from a great, classic photographer, but my computer's fucked and I'm in some backup "Rescue and Recovery" mode where I can't get to Photoshop.

You misread my statement then. I never said that messing with the color won't turn a good picture into ass. But unless you or the camera made a mistake in exposing the picture, photoshop won't "fix" it to make it a better picture.
