I road this today. Now I am all hurty.

Very frustrating to be at that amusement park. Hot chicks in bikinis wandering around all over the place, and I was too afraid of theft and/or damage to bring along my SLR so I only had my PowerShot A95 with me.

looks like a vagina coaster... ive never ridden anything that i didnt fell comfortable taking a camera on... in fact, ive ridden a few where ied rather be holding the stuff in my pockets than leaving them in my pockets.

So you "road" the rollercoaster and took your A95 with you and you STILL didn't get any good pictures of the womenz? You disappoint me ac.

On a more serious note, I really don't think you'd be allowed to take your bulky SLR on any of the rides since that could be a safety hazard. You could sneak your point and shoot on the ride and get some really great shots.

Photo not mine.

Fuck, man. I spent all day getting my brain thoroughly jostled by rollercoasters. I think I can be allowed one homophone slip up. :-P

And yeah, having a camera out on the rides was strictly verboten. I got yelled at for it when the guy on the frickin' *ferris wheel* caught me with it. I didn't have it out on any of the other rides, just had it crammed in my pocket. The thread-starting shot was taken from the line.

I got a few good pictures of womenz, but after running through 'em again, there's a reasonably good chance that they're all jailbait and certainly not artistic enough for /p/. It's *really* hard to take good pictures at walking-by-in-a-theme-park speeds with an old point&shoot when you're used to a digital SLR response times. And my girlfriend was with me, so it would have been rude to just sort of stop and/or follow the bikini'd women.

Here's some baby ducks, though.

Didn't a camera cause the huge accident in Final Destination 3?

It's the Not Affiliated In Any Way With DC Comics Ride of Steel (formerly the Superman Ride of Steel back when it was Six Flags Darien Lake. Now it's just Darien Lake, so their tie-in options are a bit more limited. But God bless 'em, they still try)

I once took my mobile phone in my pocket on something at a local themepark. At one point I was upside-down and about 30 meters above the ground and I noticed something black-greyish about 4 meters in front of me. Then I realised my phone had been owned by g-forces. I found it back in about 5 parts, pretty messed up. It was an awesome day.
