There is noise visible, but largely not worth worrying about.

ISO 5000, Nikon D3 (o lawd EOS 5DmkII beats it what etc), NeatImage or Noise Ninja, plus the people on stage are probably well-lit with stage lighting.

It's not that surprising a shot TBH. And it's certainly not a pretty or well-composed one.
