a350 eh?

i just got on about a week back, haven't used it much yet,

how you liking it?

quite a lot. this is my first dslr though, but i find it really great.
it is very comfortable (like the screen which allows you to shot from your hip, which im quite used to from my f-828), has a lot of nice features (image stabilization) and imho has a wonderfull image-quality (though i´ve got to admit, above iso400 noise is stronger than with other dslr's i´ve seen - seems to be a sony thing)

i would have wished for a weather-proof (i.e. rain-proof) case but well, i guess not at that price range ;)

excellent camera in my opinion, but anyways, i think i´ve still got a long way to go until the camera is the weak point in my pictures ;)

Dear Canon, Nikon, and Sony:
What the fuck. You assholes.

Good luck finding your fancy rechargeable lithium cells at a local drug store. Also you can pick up two sets of eneloops (win) for the price of one gen-u-ine canikon/sony cell.

op here - well, i'm a starter considering dslr's (and perhaps generally in photography), so...way to expensive

quick question: i intentionally set the exposure to -1,5 or so while taking the shot and then lowered it additionally a bit in lightroom.
yet, neither the original raw file, nor the jpeg show it in the exif data...why?

+ i realize it´s just an apple on the ground, but still, no c&c?^^

For what it's worth, I like it. The green and red complement each other, the plants are cool and the apple's all moldy n shit. It's just a.. nice photo.

with a little more exposure this shot could have been appriciated more .
also, the angle of the apple looks too setup imo .
nice shot none the less

that´s the original exposure.
indeed the colors, especially the brighter ones look better, but i would have loked a little bit more contrast between the dark right spot behind the apple and the brighter left side.
got to see wether i can do something with lightroom about that, though i dont like postprocessing photo´s too much (and i´m not good at it yet ^^)

that is understandable, personaly i think your edited edition looks great small but in full size the original is my choice.
with more experince editing i think you could make that a beautiful picture
