No, the filter on the large lens is a Vivitar 62mm skylight (1A) and the filter on the smaller lens is a Vivitar VMC skylight 1A 49mm.Unscrew those from the front of the lenses and you might be able to see what the actual lenses are.
The names of the lenses are on the inside of the front of the lens. I can see some of the model name of the smaller lens in the pic you posted.
How can I determine value of the lenses?
Go on ebay or KEH and look for others being sold. I can tell you right now though that they aren't going to be worth much.
