It all really depends on the movement of your subject and of your hands. To minimize motion blur from hand shake, a guideline was to set the shutter to be at least the inverse of your focal length in its 35mm equivalent. For example, if you're on a 50mm in crop, set your shutter to 1/80. Of course, this all depends on the person holding the camera. My hands can be shaky as hell so I set it faster than usual and I think it was Buttertrap who can hold a camera steady for longer in gale winds while being buttraped by a tele.
