I personally don't think there is anything wrong with any of the cameras listed. I have a Sony A100, works well and I like the features.
If you're serious about photography then heres what you NEED to do. Go to a camera shop and try the models out, see how they feel in your hand, how do the buttons feel, weight of the camera, etc. basically find one that fits your hand and you feel comfortable with holding for long periods of time.
Next, check out the accessories for the camera, the worst thing is to buy a camera and then have to purchase the extras (lenses and flashes) only to realize they cost an arm and a leg compared to another brand. ( Sony is horrible for that, most of their flahes are ridiculously overpriced imo and they are literally rebaged Minolta flashes. same with lenses)
One other note too is Used lenses and 3rd party support. Canon and Nikon have extremely large followings and finding a cheap used lenses or 3rd party lenses are very easy, just hop on craiglist and you'll find hundreds of listings.
Good luck with your purchase tho, honestly any camera is good, but just pick one that you're comfortable with.
