Lower your ISO - very noisy picture.
Building's out of focus, work on that.
I'd also suggest a polarizing filter - bring out more colour depth and fix the blown out sky.
Also keep in mind that while it's a good looking house, that doesn't make a good looking picture - the composition is pretty dry.

Well, youve come to the right board. A good, cheap polarizing filter can be found at Walmart of all places and theyre made by Targus. Don't forget that a circular polarizer can also act as an ND filter, effectively reducing the light by 1-3 stops!
