I tried shopping it a bit, but I suck at PS so know you can do much better. Overall though, good that you're taking pictures from interesting angles, and taking the entire image (rather than just "omg trez adn sky") into account when composing the shot. Oh and one more thing, rule of thirds is good most of the time. Maybe if the shadow cutting across the photo had been at a different place and caused for the image to be balanced with its two major parts seperated smack dab in the middle, it would have been cool to set it up that way....but that really isn't the case here, and something with more conventional ratios would have worked better. Especially, I think it would have been cool if you were able to get more of the dark tree in the upper right hand corner in the shot.
