ITT, filmfags post favorite film/developer/time combos. I know I can't be the only one developing my own.
Kodak Tri-X 400, EI 200
HC-110 Dilution G
18 minutes at 68º F
Constant agitation for first 30 seconds, then 3 inversions every 30 seconds thereafter.

The above works very well with Neopan 400 as well (also shot at EI 200).

Tri-X 400 at EI 1600
HC-110 Dilution B
16 minutes at 68º F
Alternatively, Dilution G, stand development, 90-120 min.

4x5 Berger BPF 200 at EI 100
PMK Pyro, normal dilution

Delta 3200, Ilford DD-X, whatever time the little sheet that comes with the film and the developer tells me to for the EI I shot it at.

HP5+ with DD-X pushed to 1600. Gives you awesome quality with almost no grain.

HP5+ and HC 110 Dil B at 20C for ~5 min, as per the film carton. Use it as I'm a nub, and need something easy and fast that yields decent results.

HP5+ and tri-x are great combos with HC110. HC110 makes for a poor push dev, fyi

My combos:
Plus-x & tri-x allpurpose in HC110. XTOL when I need some more latitude and reduced contrast, or push Tri-x to 800/1600. all T-grain films (Delta & TMAX 100/400) see XTOL right now.
Plus-x & Tri-x in Amaloco AM50 for tight grain and enhanced sharpness. Rodinal gets used now and then.

Kodak P3200 at 3200 and up in TMAX DEV

Done right, I've had nothing but excellent results pushing a variety of films in HC-110. Things turn out especially well with higher dilutions and longer times, when it starts acting like a true compensating developer.
