If you can, reshoot the photo where it isn't so bright. The lighting would really be great if it wasn't for that big spot on the middle. It's an interesting subject, you don't need the lighting to be overdramatic.

it's not the brightness, it's the quality of the light. the surface is so near to the window that the specular reflection (that hueg white spot) is very sharp. use softer (diffused/reflected) light or take a pic from a different angle to minimize reflections.

you may also want to use EXTREM FAST SHUTTER SPEED to get rid of that slight blur.
