I found a helipad at Kansai and its a H so i duno, my pilots stuff is all fixed wing so dont have any JAR books to compare it too.Oh and for referance the maps.google.co.jp image of yokohama bay is really old. The ferris wheel isnt even in construction.Yokohama 2nd biggest city in Japan ftw!
