They're a bitch to use compared to modern cameras but they're built like tanks and take great photos.
The rangefinder might need cleaning (You can do it yourself, just pop open the back and pull the little black rings out, the glass pieces should fall right out, clean them up and put them back) or adjusting (don't do this yourself, even if you think you can 'figure it out')

I FUCKING LOVE THE C3!!!!!!

Slow as hell to use, but it forces you to spend more time composing.
Also very mechanically simple, so you can easily repair them yourself.

Whenever I used to shoot with one old people would come up to me and tell me stories about when they had a C3 and want to know why I was using one.

Get a cheap matchstick light meter and go nuts!
