About a year :P

Anyway, selective desaturation is YAWN and the subject is too centred, not enough railings to quite help lead the eye to the bench.

Take a few steps back and try to zoom out if you can (duno if your camera can) then crop it to a wider aspect to see if you can get the edge of the platform to lead as well.
