how is asking for advice trolling?

Because /p/ is about gear threads not posting quality pictures amirite? He's just pissed off that there's nothing obvious to criticise.

I really like it. Natural light or did you use a flash? Her eye's very nicely lit if it is just sunlight.
>> NatureGuy !se3A3TwzdY
The bright background detracts from the image because the face is relatively dark compared to it. Making the image harder to look at.

Overall I like it.
>> macbeth !p.rX.niGWk
gear eh? in that case, i'll just start talking about gear. I figured this was some sort of general-esque photography board -__-

this was shot outside in natural light in long branch, nj around 5pm during the summer. at least my shirt looks better on her than it does on me -__-

use a reflector next time?

Aside from the model being butt ugly I really like it. I like the blown background but I agree with the others that her face should be a brighter which is actually probably easily fixable in photoshop.

image needs more
• saturation
• focus
• brightness
>> Martin !!ve2Q1ETWmJH
agreed with whats already been said.
Light background is distracting.
She is a tad too dark
Apart from that its perfect
>> Anonymous
Crop is way too tight.

Watermark is way too gay.

You're website doesn't work in chrome either the enlarged pictures are all squished.

its a nice photo, but stuff like this is pretty easy to do and very common. Think of ways to show her beauty that haven;t been done before. Its nice, but a little cliche. Clearly you are talented.

what if you tried working in different formats. I shoot on a lot of old cameras that I find at thrift stores and fix up. I shoot a lot of black and white medium format film and I think it is nice.

an example is here. I processed this in my bathtub. Its just TriX. I shot it on a kodak brownie made in 1952. I had to re-spool some 120 film onto the 620 spools that the Brownie takes.

How the fuck is this a troll?
Anon posted a blurry, poorly-exposed, shittily framed image.

Seems more like valid commentary than trolling.

Yes,
