B&W city Anonymous
This is a B&W scanned pic. I used a Konica Autoreflex TC camera, and some Fuji film ISO 125. aperture 5.6 1/60 speed.

I know that the image definition sucks big time my scanner is old as ages... but what do you think of composition and contrast.. I'm in the right way for B&W shoots?

Sorry about the lines on the sky, my scanner keeps trying to recognize text on pics

I love the sky, I'm sure the original print is even nicer. However, it feels like there's too many graphic elements with nothing tying them together. The roof/overhang to the right is distracting, as is the bigass bush/tree in the foreground. Consider simplifying the image by only getting that light in the frame, or that billboard (love that angle you have it at, though). If that's not what you want, then at least give the image a bit more sense of place by giving us a better idea of what's below the sky. Use the rule of thirds to try to align the horizon, if you're going to get more of the ground in the frame.
