I don't want to come off mean in this, just giving what I would feel are tips.
1. Timing: Unless the subject is a mouth-breather, try to get a better expression on the guy.
2. Depth of Field: The background distracts in this case because it is still fairly in focus. If you want an intimate image with just the main couple dancing, blur the background more (a lot more).
3. What the fuck is the guy wearing? Unless he was wearing some outfit for a reason, he looks like he just woke up. I know this is a critique of the models and not the image, but if you want an improvement wait until they dress up.
4. I can't see anything of the girl other than hair. It is like the guy is dancing with cousin It.

I would say think about what kind of image you want to portray. If you want something classy, focus on the main subjects, give some background color (but blur out details), and get them in a good timing for expressions. If you want to show two people having fun dancing, get good expressions on them, show both people if you can, and add some vibrant color to it.
