WELL GOOD SIR, it's an interesting shot and i like it and all that, but maybe play with the differentials in the lighting. have a darker contrast up top and have it pull down into a warmer "down to earth" feel.

all thats wrong with it is the exposure - its underexposed. open up a 1 2/3 stops and it should look better. then maybe mess with the toning a bit to get the desired feel.

nice composition, however.

really? I feel like it does lose impact with longer exposure.

I agree the OP pic lacks contrast but I wonder the composition is praised. I took the shot because of the sky and the reflections, as for the subject the curvy and cut off lines combined with unsymmetry, it doesn't seem like the best choice.

yeah man, i feel the new image is much stronger. the only thing i'd change is the tones a little, as well as bump the contrast and sharpening up to tighten it.

the lines are converging, you should have used a tilt-shift lens

Thanks might be the thing I was searching for a while

TS-lense... seems expensive. But I know what you mean regarding those lines. Might have worked if the building was symmetric.

Tilty lines are tilty.

Also, the windows aren't quite reflective enough; you can see inside to the random tables and chairs and whatnot inside, which messes up the composition.
