Evening /p/ Anonymous
Im about to buy a POL filtre. The question is, how do i use it correctly?

Ive searched for a guide but without luck. My main reason to find this guide/ask for help is that i noticed it has a big effect if you turn it. How do i know when to turn it?

My main reason i need this filtre is to cut the reflections (which i guess the main purpose with this filter is anyway). To shoot some cool water/sky shots etc. So i was just wondering if /p/ could help. Thanls.

Not really. If OP isn't using a dSLR, viewfinder won't have any effect since it's not an SLR.

"Use viewvinder or LCD screen." would be better.

If he isn't using a camera with a viewfinder (electronic or SLR) then he can use the same system that rangefinders have.
