The photo is rather uninspired.

Why can people on this board only take positive criticism? Guess what, your not all going to make it as good photographers.

I don't understand what your complaint is. There is clearly a negative comment posted here. Therefore, the board can support negative claims about a photo. But this negative post is terrible since it doesn't really say anything meaningful. Why does Anonymous think that this picture is uninspired? It fails as criticism.

Guess what? You're not so great with your grammar.

You had me up until the grammar stab. It was a pretty lame stab a decade+ ago on usenet and it still is. Your point against his post was made, why sully it with a non-point?

Jens, I think the right 1/3rd isn't interesting enough to be there. The main points of interests are the altar(?) in the front, the windows in the front and the people. Maybe getting closer next time would be better?
Though, I usually have problems with angry clerics when trying to shoot in churches. ;)

try looking up what "positive critism" is. nothing wrong with posting that you don't like something, as long as you can tell why.

just like modern art. anything is art as long as you can explain why : )

good luck, try balancing the shot a bit more

Sorry, but that statement is painfully wrong. Try taking a class in modern art =\.

For grins, try writing National Endowment for the Arts and ask them what their working definition of art is. Presumably, as they giv money to artists and such, they have to have some way of knowing what is and what is not under their "umbrella."

Be prepared for multiple LOLage...
