Until you have a good understanding of the answer to that--and not just something you've read, but can really look at pictures and realize which are lame and why--you probably shouldn't be posting here.

But just to get you started, pictures of traffic taken from your car are pretty much never gonna be interesting.

Agreed. Even with a camera phone you can take a win picture. You just rarely see it because when one thinks he or she can take a win picture, he or she stays away from camera phones.

... of course, when one actually *can* take win pictures and doesn't just think they can, they'll use whatever photographic tool they have available to them. So there's a bit of a bell curve. :)
