herro /p/. I have photo editing question:

How do you zoom the pixels in a certain image to make it look like it's coming closer to you? Is there a certain tool in Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, or is it done by using the Zoom tool (which only makes the picture bigger, but has no aesthetic save value), and doing a screenshot, cut/paste?

Will expand explanation if needed, but will be hard since I don't have a picture example on hand.

I think he wants the effect akin to pulling your zoom on a SLR. It's one of the "Blurs" in Photoshop.
