First one is good, others suck ass. Excluding the first, these all lack engagement with the camera and have various severe compositional flaws. The lighting in all but the first is also pretty flat and boring. Engagement with the camera is a huge issue. Eye contact can make or break a photo, and if you're making a photo in which there won't be any eye contact, you have to make up for it in other ways. Just a random photo of someone staring off into space while walking down the street is rarely interesting.
