ITT people not understanding what DPI means. "Dots per inch." Each pixel is a dot.
Looking at the file data more precisely than 4chan does, with Photoshop, it's actually 1.417 DPI, so if this was printed at that stupid resolution, it would be a 451.763 x 338.882 inch print. Since they don't figure (probably correctly) the average user of this cameraphone will ever in a million years print a file from it, they let stupid stuff like a default 1.417 DPI resolution slip through.
Switching it in Photoshop to a more reasonable 200 DPI and pressing print would get you a 3.2 x 2.4 inch print.
