I say stop starting pointless flame wars
Digital is sharper than you.
if its not sharper now, it will be soon.
i say that you are a fucking idiot
You keep using that word.I do not think it means what you think it means.
I see your trolling and raise you a link:http://6mpixel.org/en/
>>78524who are you?
i say you are comparing apples to oranges and are a complete twat
>>78524lawlI heard somewhere that 12 megapixel is about the same as an iso 100 35mm roll of flim as far as grain is concerned.
>>78561and i heard its 22MP. comparing film and digital is needless. have a preference and enjoy it on your own; dont be a damn evangelist about the superiority of film/digital.
part of the reason why i like film is cuz u get to play with chemicals.
>>78611Yeah, that's one of the big reasons for me, too. Now that I've gotten over my fear of it, developing black and white is *fun*.(Well, you know, when I don't completely fuck it up)
Technobabble matters for product photographers, and no one else.
>>78513Oh yeah, awesome pic op
>>78572It completely depends on the film, sensitivity, grain, etc.A good roll will be able to get you detail up to 28mp. But then again, mp doesn't matter shit, so it doesn't matter.
lens quality, aperture, platform staibilty and focus determine sharpness. if you can get below 3 micron circles of least confusion then flim used to be able to surpass digital, however all of the films that could acheive this are now off the market.
>>78617You are an idiot.
>>78513is this double exposure?
>I say, digital is sharper than filmnah
>>78825Nah, how come that crossed your mind?
