I don't like the picture, but he (or she, inb4girlsoninternetz) needed some direction. /p/ is made for photo critique and criticism. It's a great place to ask for advice.

Otherwise, OP, get out and take pictures of people.

It's strange, you took the photo at such a low ISO, yet it is such a noisy image. Get a better camera.

Agreed with the above, you need an interesting subject.
