So the place I work at has a lost and found and there has been a camera in it for a few months now.
Policies are if its unclaimed for 3 months its up for grabs by employees, so I snagged that shit up.
I dont know if its any good or not tho, the battery dies really fast but takes some decent photos.
The camera is called Canon PowerShot S410 and I took this pic of my dog with it.
I dont know anything when it comes to cameras so I thought id ask you. What you guys think? Good camera or should I sell to a friend?

I've had the Powershot S400 for quite a few years. These particular cameras are pretty reliable and have pretty good image quality. I'd recommend getting a replacement battery that keeps the charge and there will be no worries.

keep it. it's not professional grade, but it's a solid camera.
look at it this way. you wouldn't buy a gibson les paul if you're learning to play guitar.

Free camera == good camera

If you use it, its a good camera. Enjoy taking pictures and think of it as a free trial.

If it is free, it doesn't matter what camera you are using.
