Speaking of Camus, he put it better than I can: "No great work has ever been based on hatred or contempt... Every great work makes the human face more admirable and richer, and this is its whole secret."
Create an affirmative vision of independent self-identity, instead of just "Oh those goddamn emo chavs on Myspace!" And if you're not sure what that is, reflect that ambiguity. A great part of art is questioning and searching. Find and show your identity in the search for identity.
