Do you guys have any good tips on indoor photography without using a tripod?

Regarding the photo, it's a half assed B-52. If you're sympathetic enough, you can actually see the three diffrent layers.

Shoot without your flash; use natural lighting near a window or a lamp.

You're shooting with an SLR. Get a faster lens, bump your ISO higher, get a bounceable flash.

Also: The Dynax 5D has anti-shake. Use it.
