Saw this photo on someone's site, claiming as their own, but unlike the others, this has no exif.

Would anyone happen to know the source?

That's where I found it. I find it odd that all their other photos would contain EXIF data, but the one pointed out here, and the other similar one.

Maybe they just decided to use save for web that day, too.

Looking at his other shots, I'd be shocked if it wasn't his. He has enough talent to make a shot like that and the style is the same as his other work.

One strobe with a big diffuser at the model's front right, and a second with a snoot or parabolic reflector at the model's left to highlight the hair. A reflector at the model's back right to fill shadows.

Actually, all you need is a white reflector in front of her and to the right. A white wall would work too.

I think you'll find that that rimlighting is actually being provided by a large, high power continuous hydrogen light source located roughly 1AU behind her.
