This is great if you don't care about fine-tuning your prints. If you just want to print a bunch of crap and don't care how it looks then send them away. Nothing beats having your own printer for subtle adjustments to get the print just how you like it.

I agree, and I used to print for that same reason, but now mpix gives you the ICC profiles of their printers and paper if you email them.

R1800. $349 on Epson site (clearance center), refurbished.

ICC profiles do not guarantee a color accurate print. Especially when you're trying to match monitor colors.
