How does I do nightscapes?Just took that an hour ago, btw. I couldn't take anything longer than 60 secs since I don't have a remote/plunger or anything. Wish I could've gotten more of the stars.C&C is absolutely necessary.EXIF data available. bulb mode? My 400D only can do a 30 second exposure on its own, for anything longer I just tape coin or whatever I have in my pockets or purse down to the top of the shutter button to keep it depressed. works well.
>>176713you mean the shake from taping the coin down? yeah, it's going to be pretty much non-existant. if youre worried though, you could always leave the lenscap on as the tape it and then remove the lenscap quickly
>>176721if you're doing it ghetto style like that, self timer works wonders..
>>176722Already said it didn't go longer than 60 sec.
>>176722self-timer with bulb mode is just silly. It would give you 10 seconds to be sure you get it steady and taped down, I guess, but it doesn't take a ton of coordination to do it.
>>176707That's 60 seconds?
>>176707moar iso les f/
>>17670760 seconds at f8? and it's still that dark?Do you have nd filters on there or something?
