You MIGHT be lucky, because it seems only the filter broke, which is completely optional add-on. However, even if the lens' lenses (duh) didn't broke, the impact could have mis-aligned them. If so, then it's no good anyway, because you'll be getting all kinds of funny aberrations in your pictures.
See that ring with "HOYA" written on it? Try unscrewing it from the rest of the lens. But don't force it, if it doesn't come off relatively easily, it's better to not damage the filter mount thread on the lens. I suggest you take to a repair shop, where someone will also check if the lens' optics didn't got damaged.
The lens itself seems to be a 35mm 1:2 Nikkor-O. I don't know it, but apparently it was a very popular choice at the time. Fast enough, although somewhat on the wider side of the "standard".
