First of all, you can see the strokes near where the nips SHOULD be. Try using the blur tool a very small bit. Maybe the dodge/burn to give the same shadow/highlight effect.
Don't always go for the clone tool. A simple cut out and moving with the marquee tool will do fine sometimes.
