Sony DSC-T10, T70, T'other', or T'none' Anonymous
Hey /p/, I've got little knowledge about cameras and photography in general I'd really appreciate some advice on a small matter.

Now Sony's DSC-T series cameras have caught my eye and I've been given a choice between two older models at a great deal (much much lower than list price at a very negligible price difference). One is a used (only a couple of months) DSC-T10 and the other is a brand new DSC-T70 (see pic). While those are what I've been offered I don't mind looking at some of the others in the series and might prefer the best of the lot. Of course if the whole set is no good maybe I'll forgo them all together.

Now I've attempted to do a little research and I've noticed that the price of the T10 still seems generally be higher than the T70 despite being a 2006 model, yet besides the lack of a touch screen and a bit of a resolution disadvantage I couldn't really find any other differences. So now I'm stuck wondering which is the better camera. Is the price of the T10 simply an example of a changing costs in the industry or is there a deeper meaning?

My questions to you /p/ are: "Which do you think I should choose?", "What are your opinions on the T-series in general; should I be looking at different ones all together?" and "What are your favourite compact cameras?".

sony was meant to make dvd players and speakers, not cameras. their compact camera sensors are shitty deals.
plus, memory sticks cost a fuckload.
