Seeking for a new camera Suckaz
Well, I haven't had a camera for about a year and I've been urging to take pictures like crazy. The last camera I had was a Sony Cybershot DSC-T1. It wasn't bad. It was slim and small. Around 7 MP. Night shots absolutely sucked though. Anyone got suggestions for new digital camera?

I'm looking for around 7 or 8 Megapixels
Something that can take good night shots.

I would say either get a Nikon D50 or a Canon Rebel XT. And get the body and get a lens you want. Enjoy.

Yeah, if you want low light ability without noise, your best bet is gonna be an SLR. Say goodbye to your smallness, though, 'cause SLRs are teh bulky.

fuck the rebel that is a piece of plastic shit sure it cost like 500-800 but its plastic feel is horrible and you ask how i know my friends xti broke within 3 months and you might be wonder how well he had it in a case and its one of those slr cases some harden parts to the bag and he was sitting in a chair and it was resting on his lap and it fell and the side was cracked

you want a dslr or a p&s?

if a p&s, i highly recommend a Fujifilm F30, great noise control, best in class hands down

I regularly abuse my XTi with no problem. Six months and it works like new.

Also, your rant is barely comprehensible. You might want to work on that.

ya DSLR's take a beating
My D50 is starting to break a bit (shutter is getting sticky i think, and the jog dial on the back doesn't always register)
Thats after 24,000 pictures in very dusty conditions, Still under warranty though so I sent it in. Lol it was marked as being in "Good" condition.
Little do they know!
