x-300 is a good camera. One of my friends has one and it's nice.

Don't bother with MF zooms - a 3 set of primes (28, 50, 135) is all you need with these cameras.

Other options/additions:

24, 35, 90mm lenses. Different people like different focal lengths. It's usually common for a photographer to use mainly a three-lens kit of a wide, normal, and telephoto, of his three preferred ones in those ranges (<40, 40-60, 60<, respectively.)
