And no, she's not gorgeous, but then not many people are. Ugly people pay photographers to do portraits of them all the time.
(That's not to say that she's hideous either, but the whole "lolol she looks like a redneck hick" crap is obscenely childish and some people here need to grow out of that phase).
OP, the big problem that I see is the conflicting shadows. You want ample lighting, but not crazy shadows going in every direction. It's not a big deal, but whatever.
Also watch what you do with Photoshop. She looks unnatural, as others stated. Something closer to the original picture would not only be much more believable, but would garner a better response from the client. If she looks at the photo and she looks like an orange or something and she KNOWS her skin doesn't look like that, she'll take it as that her skin is so bad that you had to forge her entire skin tone.
