Depends on your level of skill in photoshop. If you don't already know, read up on these in this order:
1. RAW processing (Adobe's camera raw guide is pretty good) 2. Adjustment Layers - these will let you work non-destructively.. never modify your original pixels 3. Masking layers - these will let you work selectively (tone down hot spots, sharpen only what needs to be sharpened, etc) 3.5 Brushes & tools - Pen tool (!), cloning, healing brush, etc.. youll use these in conjunction with your layers. 4. Sharpening - ALWAYS THE LAST STEP (either High-Pass sharpening or Find Edges sharpening)
