Yes thats right, SELECTIVE RE-SATURATION! Taking an otherwise Colorless picture and ADDING color!

SON OF A BITCH, that bastard stole my idea.

You guys aren't allowed to like this... Its cliche, and the horizon is even fucked up (check the building on the right)

Lol heres one more I did with the Re-Saturation. Just a small part of the pic though.

these 2 photos have me thinking
DO YOU ACTUALLY TAKE BAD PHOTOS?

cuz i like em both
jesus i hate you
>> Vincent !!8LCSE0Zp1mL
>>121650
ya not a big fan of jesus either.

I'm sure I have a ton of "bad" pics, But I don't post them
I figured out a secret a while ago;
/p/ loves landscapes and hates pretentious people or "abstract" shots (Which is why I thought everyone would hate, and therefore find humor in my first post)

You started off with people shots and set yourself up for the most critical of /p/'s denizens.
>> Jeremo
This is fuckin brilliant Vince.

needs more vignetting to be SPARTAAA though... right?

Yes. Not posting bad photos is the secret to success.

Here, enjoy this shitty pinhole picture of my kitchen taken from the wine rack as I lack a tripod.

Black construction paper with small hole = win?

THAT is my main secret, Not posting shitty photo's isn't really a secret.
I've been lurking /p/ longer than I've been taking pics, so over time I've figured out that /p/ hates people pics.

Also pinhole pics are pretty cool (Well not that one), Tinfoil works better though, You can make a much cleaner hole in it.

>>121685
Not that /p/ hates people pics.
Just that when peoples involved /p/ would flame the model involved even though its the "photographers" fault eg. taking a fat angle shot on an already slim model.

On top of that, I made my hole with pencil lead.

But nice pics ITT.

yea no shit :D

I don't care what I'm supposed to like. The first shot is fucking awesome. I don't really care if it isn't the best shot in the world. I like it.

...also, I'm totally going to steal your idea and re-saturate some B&W shots.

explain more please, this technique is awesome
>> Anonymous
evil fucking genius itt.

you never put colour back into IR before?
>> Vincent !!8LCSE0Zp1mL
>>121795
IR pictures have color in it already (well 720nm cutoff ones due) Its just mostly shades of red and there is a slight blue tinge

So channel swapping red and blue gets a slightly more natural look to the pictures. It also works better in the summer when IR is more powerfull.

However what I did was Crank up the reds in "color balance" and selectively (Except for the spot of red Beethy noticed) color it in on the brickwork.. (and leaf)

What have I done!
