Suspiciously good.

Friggen awesome
>> Vincent !!8LCSE0Zp1mL
Lol sorry guys, was just me posting. Sorda testing to make sure I don't get favorable reviews just for my name.

Its my pic, was IR (my IR D70, and a friends 18-70 lens)

Working on a Pano of the same scene right now. Except the lens I was using I forgot to test for AF inconsistencies (Which it has)... so It will need some careful sharpening to look decent...

Very nice.
I like the increased contrast in the panorama.
>> elf_man !!DdAnyoDMfCe
>>155569
First of all, awesome.
Second, I feel like there's too much foreground. If there were more variation in the tonality, that might not be an issue.
And the op shot is just bad ass.
>> Warren !WSxruxpIJs
Very, very nice. I'd like the first a little better if you brought out the lighter tones more in the lower half of the composition, but as it stands it's still great. Makes me want to go out wandering in places where there are actually mountains and shit. Texas sucks.

i liked the pano better than the 1st. 1st had a little framing offness, but still good :P

Yes, it does.

Ya the windy road from the left house needs to be brought to life somehow. Because I like that part of the pic, it just doesn't stand out enough!
>> heman
its good. post up the colour one...

but it is just a ladnscape

need moar artfag
>> I||ICIT !!mknjFN/v/49
prefer the pano over the OP, too much sky in OP which is more annoying than a technicality.

def like the pano, as previously mentioned better contrast and also nicer composition.
care to share more details r.e amount of shots?

color would probably not look as good... since it's IR

mmk
IR D70, 18-70mm af-s lens at 60mm,
Vertical orientation, 13 pics (Straight across), stitched with PTGui
Around f7.1, 1/200th of a second ISO 200

>>155657
The first pic is in color BTW. Second one I converted to B+W because the red tinge in the sky was distracting.

First one is much better. Pano is way too busy.
>> ac !!VPzQAxYPAMA
>>155848
I agree with this. I prefer the original to the panoramic.

I might feel differently if I saw the panoramic printed out XBOXHUEG on honest-to-God paper, though.
>> Anonymous
>>155861
Paper is an outdated medium.
>> Vincent !!8LCSE0Zp1mL
>>155861
The original has more detail to it and has cleaner looking clouds.
However I love the scale of the panoramic. I'm prepping it for printing on metallic. Its going to be tricky because of the loss of blacks on paper though....
(They deal with proofs not printer profiles... which sucks for shots like these)
