You used a 1/15 shutter speed. Don't use anything less than 1/30 without a tripod, or on anything moving (unless you actually want the moving object to be blurry).

Faster shutter speed = less blurry, but less light as well. So you'll have to compensate with a larger f-stop (smaller number though).
