Change the angle or use a wider lens to get more of the ceiling, and use a tripod?

hit it on the head. I'd also like to see a little wider view. And sage goes in the e-mail-field.

Book of Romans Who Were Visiting Other Lands, Chapter 4:
1 "And the LORD spake unto Jessup, saying let not the light in my holy church impinge on thy device of coupled charges"
2 "Nor either on thy semiconductors of metal and air, even if they be complementary"
3 "For I am the LORD thy God, and I would rather you be out taking of the flowers, or the beasts over which I have given you dominion, or the setting of my sun"

Amen.

If that was true, most- if all discoveries would've happened earlier, propelling this very instant into the relative year ~3000. Like Fry, like fry *nodding*.

No, as far as I know, it's not a sin to take a picture in a church. Cause if it was, heaven would have an enormous shortage of wedding photographers :)

Of course, it's probably bad form to walk around taking pictures during a mass. Walking around with a bunch of equipment, high powered flash and noisy shutter doesn't strike me as something that's reverent to the celebration of the Eucharist ;)

If only I had a digital camera. 35mm gets expensive.

It was weird. They didn't say I couldn't take pictures, but I was forbidden to wear my hat.

That's not that weird. Taking pictures in a church shows reverence for the beauty of the place. Wearing a hat shows disrespect.

(I don't know why wearing a hat is disrespectful, but it's a common more amongst a lot of people)
