Oi oi babes /p/
Ive had a fixation with some cool HDR
pictures recently.
I just wanted to know more about this
effect, if it was added during photos' postprod,
or if I had to buy a special camera,...

Secondly, your advice on an AWESOMELY
quality/price- balanced camera?
Cheers in advance

Okay, so the HDR
is an effect IN the camera?
I mean its not photoshop or something.

and I didnt mean an hdr cam, just something
to do better pics than my 200€-digital cam
I have at the moment.

OP, you may be trolling, but if not, here goes:

HDR is a process applied after the photo(s) is taken

Most people use multiple shots (or 'bracketing') at different exposure compensations and then combine those images in Photoshop to get a HDR result.

Any camera is 'capable' of being used for HDR, but having the ability to bracket shots, adjust exposure comp and shoot in RAW are extremely desirable.
