I just bought a telephoto lens for my panasonic lumix dmc-fz30 and whenever I take photos with the lens I get this weird ass bloom type effect or whatever the hell you call it. Ive clean the lens and I still get that effect. Now could it be the lens I bought are fucked up or is it something else?

looks like moisture inside the glass, OR a really really shitty fucking quality teleconvertor.

if it is moisture what can I do to fix it?
>> Anonymous
assuming moisture got in via a leak, Just stuff the lens in and around as much silica gel packs as possible (those little bags that say do not eat, that come in shoes and stuff)

hopefully that will suck the moisture out, otherwise without taking it apart i don't think theres much you can do

in the meantime, dress your friends up in short skirts, kneehigh boots, and beehives, and pretend you're taking pictures of women in star trek
less messy than vaseline

where did you buy it, can you take it back to the shop?

I'd return it as DOA. if the company says there's nothing wrong with it, ask for a refund.
