unfortunately no... I have a best friend (also a /b/tard) in Albuquerque that I visited while I was there, but we were just there to visit galleries and go skiing. I brought my Pentax K1000 on the slopes, since I was a bit scared of breaking my dSLR. Didn't shoot too many rolls out of monetary limitations, but I made up for it by making every frame count. I'm going to get the C41 stuff (Superia 100) developed in a few minutes, so I'll post scans in a bit. The Velvia gets to wait until I get back to my pro lab in Austin.
Have you been to the Monroe Gallery, or the Masters of Photography Gallery? They're both AMAZING. Monroe represents basically all photojournalist work, and it's simply astounding. They had lots of Friedlanders, some Bourke-White, and some really cool Schapiro prints. MoP was also mindblowing... I saw a few Ansel Adams prints (including Moonrise Over Hernandez, fuck yeah), a lot of Leibovitz, some Elliott Erwitt, a Steichen.... god, it was just awesome for photography. I only went into one gallery that only had shitty HDR landscapes, so I count this trip a success.
