i'm trying to resize images in photoshop so that they print clearly at 8.5x11 inches. can anyone help? they're for show fliers and i need them for tonight.

I'm going to assume that you mean "how many pixels/inch will i need to make my images look good?" and recommend that you get at least 100/inch in each direction.

If instead you mean "what proportions should my image have to prevent stretching or crunching on 8.5x11?" May I recommend 8.5 in one direction for every 11 in the other?

i think the person means "what tab do i find the "resize image" command in" that'd be in the "image" tab at the top of the screen.
don't skimp on the lens flare.
