The history of this photo:

01: "Lulz, I think I'm gonna post this photo on /p/ and hope for some feedback! I'm rather proud of it; maybe it can raise some interesting discussion!"
02: "hm... nobody's talking about it. I guess they don't like it."
03: [a month or so later] "wtf? It's back on /p/? Why? I guess somebody stole it [I didn't think it was that good]. What a dumbass to post it at the same place where he stole it."
04: [a few months later] "again? wtf?"
05: [an hour ago] "holy shit, what are the odds I'd find my photo on /b/? That's some heavy duty synchronicity. Why is this douche bag asking for critique? It's my photo."
06: "I'm having fun calling the poster an art thief. I still can't believe I happened to find it in this endless ocean of piss. What're the odds?"
07: "They don't believe I actually took the pic. I don't blame them. Even if it makes them angry, I'm not going to reveal my identity to a bunch of /b/tards because my IQ is higher than 30."
08: "thread in /b/ finally got pushed into oblivion... I wonder if he posted it in /p/"
09: "Shit, he did."
10: *facepalm*

This pic looks fake (As in the water was added in afterwards)
Probably because to get that much light into the camera with minimal motion blur (aka guy on the street) the aperture would be very large (like f1.8, maybe f2.8) The DOF would be tiny and therefore render the glass with water on it out of focus.

IF this pic was taken during the day then there could be enough light to have a large DOF, but the lighting looks very much "not daylight lit"

IT could also be 2 pictures merged together... maybe

Heavily photoshopped, I even remember the original thread on /p/.
