http://www.alexeytitarenko.com/city17.htmlJust found this set of photos and thought I'd share. What do you guys think about these photos? Even though they're gimmicky I think they're crazy awesome. Really interesting to look at and they kind of make you think about how humans occupy space.
These are cool.
Thanks for sharing
Brilliant!
I love those. If anyone postet them here as their own, they would end up with a third degree burn, though.
thanks! these are incredible.
>>207087These photos are even more awesome if you were there fifteen years ago. They're like images from a disturbing dream you once had.Browsing the internet with a bar with fifteen varieties of quality wine and whisky by the side, I barely remember now what standing in that queue felt like.
How was the first photo taken?
>>207496Narrow aperture, ND filter (and/or very slow film), something like 10-second exposure
>>207504>Narrow aperture, ND filter (and/or very slow film), something like 10-second exposureCould something like this be done digitally? What would you need, an ND filter to trick the camera into thinking it was darker than it really was?
>>207564Exposure is exposure. Same thing works for film or digital.
Just put on the filter and do it on manual.
>>207582Shooting on manual is not mandatory, you can do it in A or S mode as easily.Evaluating the ND filter(s) you need can be trickier, so it's best to have a set of them (say, ND2, ND4 and ND16)
>>207592How much would a set of ND filters cost and what's a good brand to look for?
Indeed thanks for sharing, very nice work there.
>>207616same as with any other filtersB+W, Hoya, Marumi, etc.as for prices, google is your friend
