Beautiful eyes, but pluck those eyebrows a tad.

not a very flattering angle, take a few steps back and use a longer focal length to make the nose less hueg..
and stay away from the eyes when you blur the face.

ITT people who think artistic portraiture is about the same stuff as commerical, fashion, or glamor portraiture. Flattering ? good.

And besides, noses like that are sublime.

I also have no clue what you're talking about with the eyes; the eyes are one of the best things about this photograph.
To the OP:

Good work. Three things I would have done differently:

1. Taken a step or so backwards and re-framed to include more of the top-right corner of her hair. Or, if this is a crop, a crop to include more of the top-right corner of her hair. It looks somewhat strane cut off like that.

2. Used a teensy bit less flash on the highlighted side of her face. The shadows on the far side of her face are just right, but the flash was a bit too strong.

You might try using Photoshop to fix this after-the-fact. The burn tool might help, but I'm a novice at it and couldn't tell you exactly what settings to use to get the right result.

3. Had her put her face at a bit less of an angle. I get the look you were going for, but the model bowed her head a bit too much. This one is pure nitpicking, though.

The hair at the right side of her chest is bothering me a little. Please make her use a brush.

lol at for not seeing manipulation, and thinking OP went for purely artistic and not flattering.
