i remember one year we had this infestation of them in my city. it was terrible. they would be so dense entire trees looked like they were squirming. and the sides of your house looked like it was moving too. it was...a bad year. went through many a can of insect killer that year.

They're all over the forests here. They're killing a lot of the tree population here. Kinda sad.

Isn't that a gypsy moth? We had a huge infestation of them one year too. They have to do aerial spraying to kill all of them; it was neat to watch the plane go over

Yeah, they are. I thought they were under control, but as I walked through there, there were nests and nests of these things. I think I saw 15 on this short trail.
