Looks like you missed a bit, but it's a good first try. Also, try to resize your images before putting them on /p/. Hueg images have the appearance of looking "blurry" when they are not necessarily so.

thanks for advice.

thats a close up, not an actual macro.
in macros the image on the sensor is larger than the photographed object, so unless that bee is about 2mm wide, not macro.

make sure that your focus (what's in focus) is what you want to see, unless you were looking at it's butt, go ahead.

OP here. thanks>>82256and>>82262for tips.
>>82262
the point is that in my camera manual adjustments in macro mode are inaccessible, so green focus square popped up somewhere in the right, around it's butt.

Macro is now defined as "an uncropped image printed at 4x6, is as large as, or larger than the object is in real life"

Which means that the ratio can be around 1:2.9 and still be considered macro.
Hence all these lenses labeled macro that really aren't
(Sigma 24mm f1.8, 70-300, 70-200 F2.8)
Tamron 28-75 f2.8 etc..

TRUE macro lenses go 1:1, but those are the good / expensive ones.
