Finally got rid of the D70 kit lens and bought a Sigma 24-70mm f/2.8. Goes well with my 10-20mm.

I agree, The constant f2.8 is very desirable

Though I bought an older Tokina used because I also have a film body that I wanted to use it on (And the Sigma is a DX lens)

Yea, F2.8 is like silver...

The sigma is a nice lens, but I prefer the Tokina. It's slightly sharper, lighter, takes 72mm filters, and has slightly better build quality.

I went with the Sigma because it's a bit wider than the Tamron. And from the countless reviews and comparisons I read, I gathered that they are equally sharp, though the Sigma's sharpness may suffer a bit wide open at 70mm. As far as build quality goes, most people said the Sigma is superior, though it is much larger and heavier. I guess it's the feel.
Here's another shot... it's HQ, sorry. If I resize it, it loses its EXIF, which is what happened to the first picture.

Try using photoshop or Irfanview. Both keep the EXIF data.

what are you using to resize? most programs let you keep the EXIF data, you just have to select it as an option

Yeah, I know I can resize it and keep the EXIF in PS (it's what I use to post-process my photos), but I have a shitty computer and it takes a couple of minutes for PS to start up. So I tried resizing in PSP but it doesn't keep the EXIF for some reason.
