HOWEVER, all DSLRs display shutter speed and aperture in the viewfinder, so you shouldn't have any problems using the control wheels without taking your eye off the viewfinder.
If you want a camera body *shaped* like the OM-1, you're pretty much limited to Olympus E-4xx series, as all other DSLRs have big right hand grips.
