i've thrown some C-41 4x5 sheets through a B&W D-76 process before (by mistake) and ended up with usable negs. they were dense as all hell with some weird chem streaks on a couple areas. and they scanned really well, but i didn't try to print them.
if you call up some photolabs/studios/camera stores near you, you might be able to find someone getting rid of their E-6 chems.
i had a camera store up in Staunton, Virginia unload an entire car-load of slightly expired chems on me when he found out i went to a school that still runs an old high-capacity E-6 dip-and-dunk processor and Wing-Lynch machine.
