Have you thought about making your own borders?
Or taking ones you did find, and editing/merging them together to make one you could call your own?
Having a custom one means it'd be that much better, rather than using something you found online. I always get upset when I see random clipart and stock photos used all over the place. They look generic, and not well thought out. If you took some time, you could make a kickass one personally, add your own touch/flair, and make your own statement.
As its just a border, even look online, say at Google Image Search, for the "high quality" versions of, say, a volleyball, crop/cut/edit to make your border, add another layer of a gradient of a color you may like, set to a decent overlay quality, like lighten or darken, add in other flair, and BOOM its art.
