cf cards Poeticy
Does it really mater the write speed/brand of a cf card for a camera? I'm looking for a 4GB and shooting RAW. I use a card reader to transfer photos to my laptop.

If you need fast follow-up shots, it's handy it's very useful to have a fast write speed - This mostly applies to sports
If you do studio photography, or other relatively laid back things where you have plenty of time between pictures (Or atleast, a couple of seconds), it really isn't worth much at all.

ultra II is good
I've never waited on this card. Having any downtime in a series of shots is a killer. It really ruins the mood and the model loses any flow she had.

i use 2x 2gb ultra II's as well and they haven't let me down eiter don't bother with the extreme III's tho because they're just made to work in more extreme (lol) temperature ranges

not to mention that you can let windows vista use it as a kind of RAM when not in your camera! the faster the better
