I like it. You'll want to run it through Aperture 2's 'show hot/cold/ areas' and adjust the blackpoint and recovery sliders as necessary. Other than that, I like the colors and the people's movement.

Either he thinks (a) the photos look like they were taken by a professional, or (b) the Eiffel Tower shot is "illegal" because France declared a trademark on it a year or so ago.

The lighting design of the Eiffel Tower is copyrighted. So, it's technically illegal to distribute pictures of the Eiffel Tower at night.

(It's so the French government doesn't have to compete with anyone else to make postcards and calendars and such featuring the tower.)
