Lots of these are great cameras so it's a tough choice, so choose mostly based on condition - make sure whatever you get is in total working condition.
If it were me I'd get the FED because I already have lenses for it (or as a rear cap for whatever lens it comes with). If you're just getting into rangefinders or want a fixed lens one, I suppose get whichever one works with the most manual control. Shutter priority, like many of these have, is rather annoying. Aperture priority is better, and aperture priority with a full manual override is ideal.
