Try slowing down and working on balancing/composing your photographs a bit more. I really like the first one, but it comes in at an awkward angle and looks a little bit tilted, which is distracting.
Also, in >>49761&>>49769 You have some "distracting" elements in the shot that take the eye away from the main focus of the photo (trees, hand rail, etc). Normally you want to keep a good flow to your photo, so the eye goes side to side, up and down, or diagonally, with the focal point ending up on whatever the subject is (which i'm guessing in this case in the apartment building).
I personally really like>>49779 but feel that the balance is still off because the window is too the side. In a rare instance, i would have rather seen it more centered.
