I was looking at some wedding photography trying to teach myself a trick or two. And god damn, this guy charges $1000 bucks for 90 photos. I browse his website and it is pretty darn horrible.

I'm pretty n00bish when it comes to photography, so am I going crazy or is this guy atrociously, needs-to-be-shot bad.

His artistic galleries are the WORST, see pic
B&W out of focus pictures = HIGH ART

OP here. Maybe it's just in comparison with this poseur of a photographer, but this Marin dude is amazing. Good stuff that I'll be learning from.

What baffles me about OP photographer is that he spent his entire life taking pictures. He even went a the 'very prestigious' school to study it. why the hell is he so bad? He should really shoot himself because he failed in life.

From photog's website:
" Photographic planning and style: I feel it’s important for us to focus"

LIAR! WTF. All his stuff is out of focus. Nothing in the pix are in focus. That's not art, that's an EYE TUMOR.
>> Pulng
His pictures are horrible.
I wonder if he gets much buissness.

That Tony Martin has some really good photos.

Bad lighting, bad composition. No imagination or even understanding of the standard techniques.

Louis Pang has a cooler style for taking the pictures plus the light and focus skills are much better. i liked his macro lens on the wedding ring inscriptions...but this dreamsandimages.com guy didnt do too bad on some of his pictures. check out this one, i liked it.

You'd have to wait for him to go online and ask him. I don't have anything.

90% of this is terrible, but remember when you shoot a wedding it's ALL FUCKING DAY, and then postprocessing and meeting with the bride & groom and arranging printing and all kinds of other shit. Doing 1 wedding will probably take 3 days.

That said HOLY SHIT HE IS TERRIBLE.
Pic fucking related.

No we don't. We have our quota of dipshits. Try another decade.
>> Vincent !!8LCSE0Zp1mL
In my experience For each hour on location you need 2 hours to process the pictures. So 5 hours on location = 10 more hours editing. Its a good rule of thumb IMO.

If you are doing prints / wedding album's, or any of that fancy shit, it will probably take longer..
I prefer to just give digital copies though. Some people prefer that, then I tell them if they want I know a place to get good quality prints,
