How is HDRI done? Is this reason why pictures have super high definition, like this one?

On say....a Nikon.

Hdr = High Dynamic Range
An average sensor doesnt capture the full range of colours, so basically you take 3 photos of the same thing, Exposing the Highlights, Midtones and Shadows respectively - then piece them together in da' shoop.

HDR is the same whether it's a Yashica, Contax, or Rollei, that was plain trollin'.
