I really liked the linear perspective you gave even if the subject was centered. I'm going to post three different crops. In the first two, the subject is positioned at, although not centered on, a power point, following the rule of thirds. In the third crop the subject doesn't fall on an intersection, but at leas he's out of center. The third crop really maintains the original perspective your shot had by still having a clear vanishing point. I liked the shot to begin with, but i hope this helps illustrate what>>56918was saying.
