Split field diopters are fucking expensive, but you can get the same result from some simple photoshoppery.

Take 2 shots, one focused on the foreground, one focused on the background, make it a psudo split field shot by blending the two, then profit.

You'd need pretty good conditions to close the aperture way down enough to give that much DoF.
Might ruin the shot if you've gotta flood a bunch of extra light in there.

The lighting isn't ideal anyway, a few flash guns and stepping the f number down and bam, you got it.
