What aspect ratio does /p/ like to use for landscape shots. I cropped this to 3:1 Is there standards for things like this if I were to go and try get shots printed/framed?

There are printers that can handle this kind of job. Finding frames for odd sizes can be difficult or lead to expensive custom framing. Anything unusual always costs more. Your other option is to slice the image into three normal sizes and frame each one and hang them together in the right arrangement. Borderless glass frames can work for that. Whatever floats your boat.
