here it is! i'm no expert in photoshop, so there could be ways of improving the result.
What i used in sequence, was: settings -> auto levels, then manual leveled it a bit, to make the image lighter (the original is to dark) then increased the color, with settings->match color
that's all, try the settings on your own, so you can have an ideia of how they work.
for the fotography tips don't count on me, i new to photograph :)
