sorry for the date on it, I don't know how to remove it after the photo is taken.

Try to be a little more original. The photo came off somewhat bland and uninteresting.

And all in all, its not a pretty horse.

i'm a complete noob myself by i would say that photo needed a shorter shutter speed, 1/400th means the movement makes it blurry.
>> rst
>>64509
by shorter, i mean faster as in 1/1000th
>> Anonymous
>>64510

sorry, but it is obvious you are a noob because 1/400th would be certainly fast enough to capture that movement. it is picture quality making it distorted.
>> Anonymous
My camera is really slow.
>> rst
>>64512
your camera should be able to go up to 1/1600, or am i being trolled?
>> Anonymous
I'm using a digital. It's my first camera so I'm going to be looking for a new one soon. I'm not sure the shutter speed, but it's very slow.
>> sage
>>64525
erm, if its a KODAK C875 your using, then the camera can physicaly go to to 1/1600, which is much more than you need, get the aperture wide open and as high an ISO as you can without ridiculous noise.
>> ac !!VPzQAxYPAMA
>>64500
You don't. You remove it before the photo is taken. Read your manual, figure out how to keep it from datestamping your shots.

>>64509
The EXIF from this camera doesn't appear to list the shutter speed. It looks blurry because it's ISO400, and it's not nearly a good enough camera to do ISO400 and not look like ass. And anyway, like others have told you, 1/400th of a second is plenty to freeze motion in most cases.

>>64526
I'm guessing the OP's talking more about shutter lag and shot-to-shot refresh time than maximum shutter speed.
>> Anonymous
I do have a Kodak C875. I'll just have to read through the manual.
>> ????? !wAHA/GeRU.
4chan's EXIF parser reads the shutter speed / exposure time for your camera, but shows it as 8947849/268435456 (1/30) and 2684355/1073741824 (1/400). BTW, FxIF (Firefox extension) and Irfanview can read the EXIF properly.
>> ac !!VPzQAxYPAMA
Oh, hey, you're right. Didn't see that.

Why show boots but not showing apparel?

As for the photo: it looks a bit fuzzy and both of your pictures are omg hueg

Resize please.
>> Anonymous
Shutter speed up to 1/250 is good for trot/slow canter, 1/500 maybe for a full out gallop if you want to freeze frame btw.

I think you literally just started with photography. gb2/elsewhere/

Get a better internet connection if you really need people to resize photos, cocksucker. hi-res for the mother fucking win.
>> Anonymous
>>64558
hi-res boring/crappy pics = waste of /p/'s bandwidth
>> ac !!VPzQAxYPAMA
>>64558
This is the cancer that is quite literally killing 4chan. Bandwidth costs money on both sides.

Then how come moot's always telling people to post more? CONTRIBUTE ETC ETC.

seriously. Do we even know if moot cares?

Sorry, I don't run my monitor at 3264x2448 resolution, I'd rather not scroll across photos.
>> Macheath !8b4g0BkNZg

It's not just moot (although I'm sure he wouldn't be happy if the bandwith costs spiked because everyone here started posting 8 megapixel shots). No one wants to wait minutes for a picture to load when you ask for comments.

You resize because:
Scrolling sucks.
Internal browser resizing sucks.
Loading times suck.

Easy as that.

Your photos suck...

face it...

quit now.
