Landscape C. Elegans
So, I plan on going on holiday this summer and I want a lens which would be reasonable for outdoor landscape style affairs. I currently own a canon 100mm macro lens and a sigma 28-200mm aspherical telephoto lens which can be used as a macro as well.

What would /p/ suggest?

A photo I took last night in a field... If exif data isn't there I apologise since I don't entirely know what I'm doing.

How wide are you looking for?

How do you like that 100mm macro? I was looking at that one for my macro setup.

Personally I really like the macro lens, the ladybird was taken with it as was the fly.

Wider than the 28-200mm. The ones I took interest in were the Canon 28mm, 50mm or I believe it was 35mm lenses. The 28mm is a wideangle and so is the 35mm. I don't know how well the 50mm would cope with landscapes.

Well, you'll have to take into account the crop factor. Looking for a prime or no?

28mm would be ~ 45mm
35mm ~ 56mm
50mm ~ 80mm

To get really wide you'd need to spend some money, but the 18-55 is somewhat cheap and has IS, albeit a bit slow.

Money is not limited but certainly an issue due to being a student and all. Mostly I just want it for general purpose landscape so while ultra-wide would be quite cool it isn't entirely necessary. Prime would be better I think because I would have to put more effort into the composition of a photo than if I could just zoom in/out.

A tad expensive all things considered...

Tokina 11-16 f/2.8. In shitty controlled lab tests it beats the canon 10-22, In real world application, it's about the same.
