So I bought an old Argoflex TLR from an antique store in the hopes that the roll of film in there would have some usable shots on it. This is the closest there was. Kinda lame, but hey, everything looks artsy in black and white film, especially if the film expired back when Americans still had faith in their government.

Kodak Verichrome Pan, developed in TMax developer, dipped in a big bucket of dust and pubes for scanning.

Well, keep in mind that it's medium format. And I never said they were *my* pubes.

Here's the other vaguely usable shot from the roll. Not as interesting as the other one, though, because I was the one who took this one. It was the finishing-off-the-roll shot I took after buying the camera.

The rest of the roll was mostly fogged/overexposed/underexposed so there was nothing even vaguely resembling an image on it (well, except for one half-shot of the antique store's fluorescents, but that wasn't really worth posting).

They are beautifully smooth and shiny, like a fine minx fur coat.

I really like this one except for the neon

Children's pubes. This is 4chan so it is not such a surprise.

How much? I'd like to play around with a TLR, and the film in it is a nice bonus.

Also, how did you get so many pubes/dust on the negs? I treat my negatives like shit, but as long as they're dried in a bathroom / damp environment, they never get dust on them.

Eh. It wasn't a *real* TLR. I mean, it had two lenses, but it was basically a box camera. Fixed focus, fixed aperture, two shutter speeds ('fast' and 'bulb'). I think it cost like $15, but this was back on Thanksgiving.

Oh, and to top it all off, it uses 620 instead of 120. I fucking hate 620 *so much*.

All of the hair and dust came from the fact that, after it had been hanging to dry for a while, I dropped it on the floor. I considered washing and drying it again, but then went 'Eh. Fuck it.'

it sounds nice to shot scary pics or some shit like that with ghosts and stuff

Ah, I'd love to play with something like that all up until you said 620 film. My developing reels can hold 620 format, but the problem is finding the stuff.

I'm still on the lookout for a little 120 format box camera I can play around with.

You can respool 120 onto 620 spools. That's what pisses me off most about it--it's the same goddamn film. Kodak just decided to make a new spool for it for no damn reason.

Box cameras that take 120 are easy to find. You can get 'em for like $10 on eBay.

Or $2, at your local yard sale.
I have an *real* TLR (Lubitel 2),
but the ring around the real lens is gone,
so there's no way to know if the focus is right.
Haven't tried it yet, but as I just found two old rolls of 120 film, I just might..
