File :-(, x, )

Hello. This is like the 5th time I've asked for help...Hoping someone can help me with this issue. -.-

I went to the MSI concert lastnight. I took a pic of the concert on my cell phone. The picture looked fine at first...But then it turned out really dark when I uploaded it onto my PC. How do I fix this? I've seen it done before....I just don't have a really good photoshop. I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 5.0.
Pic Related. The horrible picture.

Get a better camera.

Card errors happen to everybody. Why do you think high-end SanDisk cards come with file recovery software.

Camera phone wasn't the problem, though it wasn't ideal.

That is so bad it does look like the file must have been corrupted.

I did the same as

and came to the same conclusion. Bad luck.
