You're overexposed by a stop on the sky, and underexposed on the shadow by about a stop. The only thing in the picture that's relatively nicely exposed are the trees.

However, it's an awful picture. Tighten up your retouch skills after you've started taking GOOD pictures.

Because you'll thank us later. Being Criticized isn't a bad thing I don't know why everyone is so upset when we state our opinions on a photo.

Criticism helps you also improve on what you were doing shit on. For example, now you know to touch up your photos. They'll come out better.
