1st shot is fail. need more DoF. im certain you went for that effect, but a larger DoF would have been more effective

yeah, did my best with what was on hand, was already at f/3.5 on that one, i needs to get me some 50/1.4 or what wide lens would have a low f/number?

thanks for stopping by...

Larger DoF = smaller aperture = f/larger number

>>138836

oh snaps, i read shallower DoF...fuckkk what is wrong with my eyes...lol

Second shot. Sky should be of a darker blue, contrast is lost just above the wall.

Maybe you could take the same shot at different expositions (bracketing) and combine the exposed tree+wall and underexposed sky.

so, sorta like an HDR? was trying to use my onboard as a fillflash, big mistake...couldnt get it bright enough... i think i have some underexposed shots of the same tree...i'll try shoopan them together...

edited version of second shot...

didn't interpose 2 photos, just made some hue adjustments and some selective coloring...

Yes, but I thought someone would think of INSANE COLORING™ stuff.

>>138849
Much better ~in my opinion~. Digital manip has made the sky look very noisy, but just think of this contrast effect when you'll go around taking shots.

Insane coloring? lol can't say i'm familiar...

also, that's one thing that makes me sad when PPing...noise increases...

Do this kind of manipolations on the RAW file
>> Anonymous
>>138877

> it's manipUlations
Sorry, I am not english.
The italian for "manipulation" is "manipolazione", so I get confused sometimes.
