I got a question. I'm still a photo newfag, and i've got a Nikon N8008 (surprisingly STILL a nice fucking camera). I wanna take IR pictures, but is there a special lens that I have to buy, or is it brand new film, or what?

IR film.
You can but it in black and white or color.

Film, which is incredible bear to take IR photos with, a lens would help, but is not needed for film IR. Unfortunately the effect you have there is impossible with IR film, because IR film is a black and white gradient. What you have pictured is a filtered or modified camera sensor for digital IR which allows for the surreal colors.
