I just took a string of shots, starting at f/6.3 and 1", going to f/6.3 and 1/4000, then to f/3.5 and 1/4000 up to f/3.5 and 1".
I then put them all together in a .GIF, so the picture goes from overexposed to almost pitch black, and then back to overexposed. Since it's got land and sky, it looks kinda neat (I think).

Sadly I don't have a remote trigger yet, so the pictures are slightly shaken, but it's not too bad (I did use a tripod).

Any thoughts on what could have been done to make this better / criticism on the result?

There is a high-res version that's 10.3MB if anyone wants it, too.

That's one of the most entertaining uses of multiple exposures I've seen. Needs more work though:

- Make the .gif faster and make it loop!
- Remove a few frames in the middle, it's better when it doesn't fade to black completely.
- Find a less boring scene next time.

Also, use your camera's timer or trigger delay function to avoid shaking.

Good idea, I didn't think about using the timer. Hopefully I'll have a trigger pretty soon though, all I need is the 2.5mm jack and I can make one.

Good idea with the removing the middle frames. I'll remake the 640* one slightly faster and without the complete black and megaupload it or something.

As for the looping, I'm not sure why it's not working, since it works fine here and I set it to loop, but I'll look into it.

Ok, done. Here's the higher quality, faster, without the complete black frames version:
