Well, besides the fact that there is an insane amount of grain in that image, it isn't bad. Not sure why there is so much noise though, saying your on 100 ISO... your apeture is a little high though.

Might be because of my messing around with Levels. The noise doesn't seem as bad on the original exposure.

Using a shiny black tile will cut out the second surface reflections you get with glass at the expense of not being able to shine light through it. You might wanna check it out regardless.
