Thanks lol check the picture with this post, it's the original.
Basically what I did was I took the picture, made a new layer in photoshop above it, outlined a circle in the middle and feathered it to 85px (the picture was big, adjust for image size) and then took a black brush with the opacity real low and went over it a couple times until I got the darkness I wanted.
The rest, contrast a bit to make the image darker, and the coloring was basically I saw what colors looked best in the picture and using an color balance adjustment layer brought up the red on the highlights shadows and midtones while bringing up the green a bit on the midtones as well.
Kinda hard to explain I guess? Sorry haha Hope it helps though!
