Black and white photographs are usually only interesting if they have a really unique subject or composition/perspective. Try to show people something they haven't seen before. Or show them something familiar, but from a new angle.

Ugh. There is so much you could be doing with buildings in your shot, but instead it's just like what. What the fuck. I weep for the truly artsy city shot that could have been.

More specifically, the composition is very left heavy. Makes me wish there was more sky in the photo to balance out the buildings.

The clock tower is too central. I like the building on the left. The central clock tower draws me away from it though when I look at the image. Work on composition, and maybe some more contrast on that tower but other than that nice photo.
