You are looking at the bottom of a spherical panorama.
Should I:
1. Enlarge the mirror ball to cover up the legs of the tripod
2. Keep mirror ball the same size and photoshop the legs out.
3. Leave it as it is, making the mirror ball look as if it is floating.

4. Shoop out refraction effects.

THEN WHO WAS CAMERA??

The mirror ball is not real, apparently I should have made myself more clear. This is the Bottom of a SPHERICAL PANO. You don't see the camera because the reflections are generated from the rest of the pano, not shown.

HERE IS THE REAL ANSWER:

I shoot panos, and i see what you did there. either build a custom rig that lets you keep the legs out of the shots (my solution) or take the camera off the tripod and shoot a single downward (nadir) image to cover where the tripod was (cause you moved it before taking the nadir shot). the mirror ball is what everyone does cause they are either lazy or can't figure out a better way. whenever i see a pano with a mirrorball i chuckle a little inside

Shooting the nadir is the real lazy thing to do. Much easier than making mirror ball transformations and putting it on a cube face.
I definitely want to keep the mirrorball, it's effing hot. I only wanted a vote on the original 3 options. However, I am curious as to how your "custom rig" works.

from the looks of the room in the mirror, the place looks really nice.
