No.
1. Composition. I can see what you are trying to emote, but not everyone will. There is simply far too many things going on in that photo. Is it about books? Is it about dolls? Is it about how one doll is higher than the other? Do you see what I'm getting at? Try to make the background more simplified so you can get your image/message across more clearly.
2. Lighting. While this is not exactly bad, it isn't exactly stellar, either. I can see that you took the photo without much thought to the lighting, hence the blend and uninteresting result. Avoid using ambient lighting such as the light from your nearby lamp, or the one on the ceiling and focus on using directional lighting to create shadows that will emphasize on your subjects in your photo.
3. ISO. This is important depending on the image that you want to create. Typically, if you are going to emphasize something via macro or close up, you will want to use a lower ISO as it captures details much more clearly. On the other hand, if you want to create something that is grungy, dark, the sense of heaviness, etc, then use a higher ISO as the image will be grainy and it helps to create that feeling.
4. Exposure. Not much to say, really. Turn the auto white balance mode on. Perhaps pay more attention to the exposure meter when taking your photos. Not really a big deal, really, since it is easily fixable via photoshop.
Ignore all that if you don't plan to stick with photography. But if you find photography interesting, then please do consider above. Goodluck.
