I bought two LED torches/emergency light/car window breaker thingys coz they were cheap, and used WB to change the color of the white LED to blue in this picture. Two off camera flashes were used, and I marked a spot for the model to jump at and start with the exposure with the flash to get the angle right (i.e. just lighting her sides) and then try without the flash but with the torches. This is inherently harder because you need to balance everything, flash output, length of exposure, timing of the jump, how much she moves the torch, etc etc. And yep, use rear curtain flash for these types of things, so it fires at the last moment of movement, so it looks right.
