What the fuck is wrong with camera grips according to (some of) you?

I only see advantages and I'm probably getting one soon.
"Er ner, it makes you camera bigger so you want to look like a pro while in reality you have a shite camera, although it's not really shite but it's stupid... Just because"

pic related, it's the grip I am probably getting soon.

why do you think all the pro 35mm cameras have that same grip built in?

it's because pros use the best of the best only, that's why every pro level camera is like that

/p/ hates gripz because 99% of the people who buy them don't need them, they just buy them to make their cameras look more "PRO LEVEL"

I got a grip because my big hands don't fit the small camera body without it.

$250 for basically one extra battery worth of power?
Why not just buy another battery for $50 instead?

Seems like a waste of money that could be used to buy lenses.

uh, they're like $70

and give you extra buttons in vertical mode as well as the added grip space in normal mode

not op btw

That specific grip costs ~$166, and requires you to purchase 2 additional batteries (it doesn't come with them LOL) at ~$50 each. Which means that unless you're going to use AA batteries in it (LOL) you're going to end up spending over $250 on retarded bullshit.

Just buy the fucking batteries and switch them out as you drain them. It'll save you $150.
