after about a year of using my rebel xt I finally feel like I'm starting to understand it better than my previous point and shoot.

Obviously I've got a long way to go, but I wonder if anyone has any pointers?

The first is by far the best methinks.

First FTW.
Landscape is boring.

the first one's great, learn to compose better with your other photos.

Grow some balls.

I'd love to see you in real life. If you type with um and ... how much of a fucking pussy must you be? Even if you are a little bitch, you can act tough on the internet because we can't see you.

I don't like your pictures because of the way they were presented to me. Be proud of your work, don't be afraid of e-criticism. I'm sure there are a lot more important things to worry about.

haha, yeah... kay.

Hmm. Does anyone know some good tricks for dynamic composure? I've been told that my pictures are too "snapshotty".

Something that irritates me but I can't really deny.

/p/

People who don’t know how to take interesting photos giving ‘constructive criticism’ to other people who don’t know how to take interesting photos.

Also, bitching and bitterness.

That’s probably why it’s not the fastest moving of image boards.

So what exactly is this in the photo?

it's a pretty cool sculpture thing. It lets steam out in varying amounts for most of the day.

It's called "the turtle" or something (in japanese).

Interestingly enough though, for the first twenty seconds of every hour it releases GIGANTIC spouts of water into the air with a ridiculously loud BANG noise.

Competely counteracts its usual calming effect.

It took me a while to realize that this was about the dragonfly and not the out-of-focus "Madonna and Child" statue in the background. I'd suggest getting closer, using a longer zoom, or cropping the photo.

no thats because the janitors are a bunch of uncreative killjoys on power trips. anything even remotely entertaining is removed because it gives their 29mm virgin cock a funny feeling

lulz. Even if a post is deleted, the next post still retains a unique post number. It doesn't use the same one of the previous post that was deleted. You don't know how the board works at all, do you?
