To much USM (or equiv) on the girl. The edges of her clothing are halo'd, along with her facial features.

You have a slight cromab problem which I can see on the fence without even pixel peeping. This probably isn't due to the PP though.

The colour tonality you used isn't original, its been done alot, but then again - I don't know if you wanted to make something new or purely practice post processing techniques.

Its a good photo though! :)

I'm seeing this shot with a stepladder, shooting down on the bubble, maybe through layers of bubbles. As it is, I think it's a little too flat and perpendicular... just too straight-on. There's an interesting moment and location you've got, but I wonder if there was enough variety in your angles and attempts at this.
