Ehhh, kind of just a boring snap shot. It would've been better if you got a third valve in there so it was more repeating. Also, maybe up the contrast between the lights and darks and try a b&w conversion.

Well in color right now it's quite boring, wouldn't you think? I do. It also appears there's a good range of light-dark in the photo so the b/w could help emphasize it. I could give rat's ass if it is or isn't art, I just like interesting pictures.

Not interesting. But if you can take this common subject and compose it in a way that will make it attractive, you win.
