>>59746 hey, thanks for the feedback. I'll look into the noise. I used mogrify to batch resize the photos... I guess I forgot to specify compression manually
>>I heard various horror stories about lighting and contrasts from "northerners" like us who went on holidays to southern countries, but you seem to have handled it just fine. Ever had to use gradual ND or somesuch? well yeah, these photos were taken under more forgiving conditions (overcast & evening). when I just arrived I had tri-x loaded in my olympus XA, and had to shoot 1/500 f/16-f/22. I started to shoot plus-x after that. I should've bought 2 bulk rolls of plus-x and only one of tri-x instead. now I work digital, shooting tri-x outside in bright light doesn't give advantages, only lower resolution... its only handy in lowlight.
>>I might have been tricked if someone told me this was Bresson. Except the lens flare maybe. hehe, thanks. framing works well, but I should avoid taking such bad flare into it alright.
I posted on some local forum, nobody likes the first two at all. pretty hard to explain them they don't know street photography like HCB and so don't understand it. then they start rambling you should understand a photo immediately
I don't know what to say to this. it took me so long to get an understanding and insight into street photography...
>>59676 naaah. took this photo a bit tilted and open. place felt pretty insecure.
