New tripfag, also filmfagEverything processed and printed by myself.Disregard that my scanner blows.
I'm not exactly sure how to embed exif...sorry...if you all want, I can post my Flickr.
Here comes a smile!
Nice grain. What film were you using?
>>147433why does everyone like grain?i like it myself i just dont understand why an imperfection is so cool
Most of them were shot using Tmax 400, pushed and pulled different ways...I did the Mountain Goats concert with Ilford Delta 3200. Everything was printed on either Oriental, or Forte resin-coated paper.
>>147437People have different tastes. I myself kinda like things on the grainy side.
>>147442on the rare occasion i do black and white i always check to see if a little noise will add to the picture.
Oh; and mind, all the little white specks you see are the scanner's fault...the glass is all full of imperfections for whatever reason.
>>147439Huh. I totally thought when I saw that "That guy looks like John Darnielle"
>>147411Yay! tMG!

>>147495Yeah; I tried a lot to get more detail out of his face...dodging, split-toning...when something is lit like that it's tough. Plus, it's a little soft, I admit. Thanks for the input!
