girlfriend bought the hikon p50 anyone know a way to save settings so the thing always remember that she never ever wants the flash? if not, suggestion of $200 camera that will?
duct tape over the flash.
>>194153You should just be able to easily turn the flash off.Lightning bolt with a crossed-through-circle around it.
>>194159Yeah but most cameras like this default to using flash in low light, right? If she wants to take quick shots in low light it seems like it would be a pain to always have to manually turn the flash off before shooting.
no duct tape for her. To her its a huge pain to go to the menu and turnoff the flash airy time she turns it on/ many times believe it or not).
bump for help?
you shouldnt have to go in a menu to t urn off flashlook s like there is a shorter way. that little directional thing probably double functions as a directional pad and a shotcut thing. up looks like it controls flash
>>194165on the phone, She told me it wont double as a shortcut
am I to assume we don't even have a suggestion?
no one gonna help This chump?
>>194168Then she's a fucking idiot. Push the button with the lightning icon, it will cycle through flash modes. Oh yeah, and take the camera off auto mode.
>>194179whenever the camera is turned off and an it sets the setting back to their default (so says themanuel) even after it has been on non-auto modes.
