I just paid $50 at a camera store to get 4 rolls sent out and developed and put on a cd. It would've only been about $20 to do this at Walgreens.

Also Kodak BW400cn isnt very good film

I dunno. It's not that bad. And it's convenient to be able to get the B&W developed by someone else rather than doing it myself. Maybe you're just a bad photographer?

Wow! It only costs me about $1.27 per roll developed singly. Scanning is fairly quick as well.

Black and White only cost me .50 per roll.

I think meine kleine Jobo is paying for itself little by little. I've developed about 50 rolls of film on it. If i spent 12.50 per roll that's 625.00!
