If you're going to put some photoshop blur on the farther back lights you're going to have to blur the sky too. Otherwise it looks really unnatural.

OP here, yeah I shopped the blur; going for the miniature landscape look (adultswim bumps). In anycase I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out.

Colors are pretty terrible in both these photos. You've managed to turn two boring scenes into two boring quasi-HDR scenes. Way to fail.
