Buy which one, should I?? Memento Mori
So I need something cheap with nice image quality, useful manual control, good lens, ect... All at a point & shoot price-hopefully. My budget is between $150-250.

I shoot a lot of outdoor landscape, macro shots, and wildlife. Also I like to shoot at night or in low light conditions at times.

I've been researching and have narrowed it down to a few models, so anyone have any advice or opinions on the pros & cons of any of these or even something not on the list I should look into.

Canon
PowerShot SX100IS
PowerShot SD750 / SD1000
PowerShot A720IS
PowerShot A590IS / A570IS
PowerShot S3

Nikon
Coolpix P5100 / P5000

Most capable one will be Nikon P5000.

Followed by Canon S3 and the rest is the same.

I vote A720IS.

Look up the sensor size on these cameras if you haven't already. A larger sensor size at a given resolution will tend to give you better image quality (especially in low light).

Also: The SD750 doesn't have manual controls, which you said was something that you need. That suggests to me that you haven't done anywhere near enough research.
