Tried adding to the pic a bit of an "old" lomo-esque type of look.

Post-processing:
Levels;Contrast;Saturation;Brightness;Gradient map. Added vignetting with levels and laso.

Thanks for the explanation, I've been wondering how you do that effect.

dude, that method is way too complicated and honestly it's not that much better than my way... the short cut.

In photoshop:

for Vignetting =

Goto Filter>Distort>Lens Distortion

There are two bars for Vignetting, play around with them for desired effect

for colour effect (EASY):

Goto Channels of the image.

Click on Red

Image>Adjustments>Brightness/Contrast

Set Contrast to 50% or any value lower. I rarely ever go above 50% as it looks unnatural above it.

Click on Green Channel. Repeat. Again 50% on contrast is best, but experiment and see.

I'd post my examples, but my bandwidth is now capped till next month. Monday.

Hey, there are a million ways of doing the same thing on photoshop with a lot of examples. ;)

I just obtained mine by testing some stuff out and I liked the results and yeah. I spent about half an hour testing stuff on it and that's what came out.

But I'll try that with the same photo later to see the difference.
