This is sort of along the lines of "HURR flickrfags," but it's true.
You won't get useful feedback on Flickr, for three reasons.
1. The userbase. Generally horny, almost always ignorant of photographic history and devoid of photographic taste.
2. They probably suck worse than you do.
3. Lack of anonymity combined with most people not having the guts to say when something sucks. Either buddy up with Jim Nachtwey or Elliot Erwitt or someone and get them to do a portfolio review, or just post to /p/.
Oh, and am I the only one who doesn't get the whole "groups" bullshit? "Oh, hey, wow, your photograph fits into this at once absurdly narrow ('cause everybody else has done the others before and I need to have my own) and vague category, just like some of mine! Neato! Please add it!"
