So /p/, I bought this Hanimex Zoom Macro 1:3.5 for £10 in a second hand shop. Perhaps stupidly, I bought it knowing it wasn't a K-mount lens, but it fits if I hold it in place.

According to a local camera shop, its a "Canon FD2 mount", but he mistook it for a K-mount at first so I'm not sure I trust them. Shots taken with it held in place to come.

It was in a plastic container and I used a flash, so I guess that excuses the reflections.

Yeah, I'm either going to hack together something to hold it in place, take it apart for the lulz, or flog it on eBay.

FD mount has smaller flange focal distance than K, so the lens won't focus to infinity unless you modify the focusing mechanism. On the other hand, you get more macro power (equivalent to using a 3.5mm macro ring on a FD camera).

Interesting, thanks for that.
