Buildings are interesting too, if there is a variety in the building materials. Especially old wooden buildings. I have photos of wooden temples that I took in Japan, and they are outstanding. Any body of water will look different. Eyes look cool. I have some photos of trees in Japan that everyone always asks if it was winter - and then go 'wow' when I say 'no', and they take a closer look. Different species of trees give different effects, which can make a good contrast. Also, the leaves will be white, while the trunks and branches will be dark - that is a great contrast. Different fabrics appear differently in infrared, which can be interesting. But I've never managed wet t-shirts :( Flowers can be interesting as well - some flowers have patterns that are outside the range of visible light.
