I also own FZ7 and I always shot on ISO80 or 100. If I have to shoot in night, I use ISO80 and tripod.
Not to mention that when you shoot in dark and there is anything red around, you get fucking violet color noise all over (exactly what you did on example photo, try to frame a shoot with fire in it, and you can kill yourself).
Get over it, you can't fix it in any program, because it's just damn fucked up.
So: - stay on iso 80-100 - don't even think about auto iso - use the damn flash every time you can - don't expect bridge cameras to be better than point&shoots - knowing your limitations: PROFIT
