Yeah, except it's winter now and the original was taken in march.

my budget is probably 200 - 300, but that would be a big purchase for me.

So? It's a shot of a building, not a nature shot. I'd actually recommend shooting it at a different time of day so the sky's not blown out, since that's the only real flaw I see in this shot.

You can get plenty of megapixels for $200-$300.

Wait till after the holidays then get some ebay deals on cameras people are selling since they just got new point and shoots with 12 megapixels.

Try to get a Canon a610, or a620. Should be one out there for $100 or so, if you are patient.
