Just think about it:
1) LOMO is a big manufacturer of military equipment; cameras are an insignificant source of income for them.
2) LOMO cameras are exported to foreign countries, mainly to the EU and the US, but they're very rarely (if ever) sold locally.

So clearly this entire Lomography thing is a sinister plan devised by Russian and Chinese strategists to demoralize the enemy population. Trying to meddle with it will get you and your cat nuked from orbit.
