the SRT201 is pretty small too, especially with the 50.

you're both fucking retards. you can take the formula for f/16 shutter 1/100 and adjust it to get the same exposure at a different aperture

lol, can you even hear yourself? you just described not following any rule at all, and just using intuition. loooooooool.

Sunny 16 is supposed to be modified for conditions...it's only called that because that's the basic formula for it. Youre following a rule or formula if you're relating things together instead of just randomly guessing exposure with the help of a meter and nothing else.

Not that Sunny 16 is all-important, it's unusable for a lot of stuff, but it's not stupid...

PROTIP: DO NOT BUY the Wein cell!!!

Nope. Not at all. Here's what you do:

Go to Walgreens and obtain pack of zinc-air hearing aid batteries. I forget which size number it is -- it's the larger size (approx 3/8" diameter x 3/16" thick).

Get some aluminum foil and ball it up to make the battery fit in the well without shorting.

Alternately, if you have bought the Wein cell, when it goes out, do not throw it away... peel off the plastic/rubber(?) ring that says WEIN CELL on it, and replace the remaining battery with a hearing aid battery. One of the standard sizes will match here perfectly!

Dirty little secret... the Wein cell is just a zinc-air.. 1.35VDC. The PX625 mercury was 1.30. The difference in exposure reading is too small to be meaningful.
