Started with a Hand-me Down A300 about two years ago, mostly nature and a macro nature [flowers, bugs] shots, also lazy note taking during class. Gotten A710IS recently last month, been using tons more since it has more functions compared to A300, Optical Zoom, Shutter Speed, Aperture Control, ect.
Joined the Army in Jan, still have yet to go to BCT, interested in what I can get pictures while in the Armed Forces and hopefully stay alive while in there.
How is that S3IS, I keep thinking I should of spent 100 more for that and not for my A710IS sometimes, due to the S3IS's higher zoom.
I'm also thinking of getting filters for my A710IS later as well.
