Long Exposures Anonymous
So I have my 50 speed (b&w) film ready and I am going out for sunrise to shoot some long exposures. Any tips would be appreciated. Like, how long should I really expose the film for? Is it best to go out a little before or after the sunrise? Please, anything would help. It's my first time doing them, and I always enjoyed the results of others who have done them.

I hope you have an ND filter so you could go beyond 30 seconds. Oh yeah, it's best to be there liek an hour or two early, make sure you get a nice spot, compose until you get what you feel would make a great photo. before you know it, you're ready to shoot the sunrise. And, the sun rises and falls faster than you think.

I suddenly want to get those 180 degree fisheyes that meteorologists use to get the whole sky, horizon to horizon, while facing the lens upwards then doing a 12 hour exposure with a clear sky to get the whole path of the sun.
