Uh, sorry. The OP is after I edited the photo. The second post is the original photo.

I sacrificed some range on the edges of the building to make the bricks pop out more and increase the local contrast on the building overall. Added in a little red for the bricks, a touch of saturation and then unsharp masked at 50%. Would /p/ do anything differently?

I don't actually know how to determine if something is oversaturated. Are we talking about something technical (like if a photo is blown out it's got blown out areas no debate) or is it a matter of taste where you feel that the picture just become too saturated to look real in any way?
