as much as they bitch and moan, anonymous is right about this. best way to get feedback is to post some of your favourites here, preferably with a description of the conditions and equipment used. Do make sure to shrink them so they are at least < 2000 pixels long side (1200x800-ish seems to be a good compromise).

Also, the robot is quite the different beast to /p/ so tread lightly and carry a big stick :)

as far as feedback goes, your wire fence is not enough in focus to stand out the way I assume you wanted it to. This may be difficult for you to do because of your camera, but you can always snap off a few of the 'same' shot and review for focus on your PC. The upper right and highlights on the wire are overexposed, which means you've lost a bit of detail. Don't despair tho, it's not a bad start. Keep on shooting!
