see had you climbed up that scaffolding and gotten an interesting angle perhaps you would have had a somewhat interesting shot. Roadside long exposure? no thanks.

i think its nice. also what is the portfolio for? applying for something ...etc? depending on what your aiming for you need to tailor the photos towards it.

im not sure f some of the other shots at night were yours but i noticed they all had the same "problem". you need less street and more sky. the main focus of the shot is in the middle and it would be be better compositionally if the building was about one third from the bottom of the frame. try it and see what happens. your eye will ge5t better the more you shoot.

straighten it, i kind of like it.
just realized its on a hill but maybe straighten anyways because to me it just looks like you couldnt make the camera sit level.
