Opteka = cheapass chinese lenses. If you really want a cheapass mirror lens, better get a russian one. But trust me, it has very, very limited practical uses since all mirror lenses are fully manual (save for one Minolta), lack diaphragms and have disastrous bokeh.

sometimes you can make the ugly bokeh unnoticeable

key word is "sometimes" - this is one of maybe a dozen shots from my 500/5.6 over 2+ years I consider worth keeping.
