it's not THAT bad... I've seen plenty worse.
best suggestion I have is to just focus on one of the players at a time, otherwise you have a larger chance at getting small imperfections/blur with those lenses and shutter speeds.
get some shots at the serving line, with or without the ball in the frame.
get some from the net area, but don't get too close or the referee will get pissed.
use the 55-200, no flash. heavyweather was right in saying you don't have anything long enough or fast enough for this sport though. hell, those aren't even good enough for curling...
