skin smoothing beethy !vW/UaE6zYU
I recently worked on a photo from an old shoot practising skin smoothing.
I'm not usually a big fan of it... but I figured I'd try and get better at it since I do TFP/TFCD shoots so I shouldn't expect the models to have perfect skin.
I've tried to keep the pores and shit in tact while trying to remove general blemishes/wrinkles while preventing going over the top.
What's your opinion?
I'll post the original after this.

She certainly looks more presentable. It looks over-processed, but tbh, you can't get away with doing less.

What are you doing to try and smooth the skin? It seems like the highpass layer or whatever your using to keep the detail needs to be turned down a little. It makes her skin look grainy or something.

I need a half decent tutorial on doing this.

Soft lightning at the right angles plus some good make up is better than photoshop.

Pretty good beethy. I'd shag the first. But not the unshopped girl. She looks slimey :(

Every model you see in a magazine has been photoshopped in some ways

if you use photoshop, start with healing and cloning with a 3 to 6 pixel brush. Go into detail with that, after try the following:
Stamp all of what you've worked into a new layer, go to the highpass filter input 15 on the number, then go to gaussian blur and input 5, invert the layer and then put it in linear light mode, add a mask and hide it all, paint again with a low opacity paint brush (around 30%) just once. Repeat by subtracting 3 off the highpass input and 1 on the gaussian blur. most of the time you only need 1 or 2 layers depending on how much you want to show the effect
