I wanted to post this one too; not as a photo, but so I can mention that the camera took several exposures of the water droplet falling.
The only thing I can guess is that the flash flashed several times (like for red-eye reduction) and lit the water several times as the drop fell, and this was captured on the exposure. However, the exposure time was 1/60 seconds so I doubt the flash could go off that fast.
