Hi /p/eople, a friend of mine just buyed me this for 5 bucks at OfficeDepot.

Any of you have experience with it?
Does it supports DSLR cameras or just point-and-shoot stuff?

Seems like a handy tool, specially when the CF card gets full.

Thanks.

It's just a way to transfer images from a camera to your ipod... some supports direct capture to iPod... just fuck with it and see...

It's good, I've used them with Canon EOS350 and 400D cameras in the past.
You can get it to work in raw+jpg mode, so that you can have RAW downloaded onto the iPod, and preview the Jpg in the iPods "Photo" mode.

It's good stuff, Just keep it, your camera and your usb cable with you on photo shoots and it'll save you buying extra CF or SD cards.

I have one.

It works well but is quite slow and kills your ipod battery quick.

Pointless, just get multiple cards or a portable drive with card slots that lets you dump data.

Well essentially it turns your ipod into a portable drive. Plus it was free since his friend "buyed" it for him. So no use buying a new portable drive that will do the same thing.
