D80 is a fantastic camera, I use it every day. Has the same sensor as the D200.

The D200 is a fantastic camera. it's quick, agile, easy to use, comfortable, robust, versataile, and has a fantastic meter.

Keep in mind that you can drive nails with either the D200 or the D80.

Mom gave me a D200 for my birthday. I don't use it because I'm a faggot.

the CCD sensors in ye olde Nikons were never known for good high ISO performance. the XTi and XSi compare favorably to the 20D, 30D and 40D, which in turn are better than the D200. if the XSi isn't better, it at least matches it. also, it's got 14-bit A/D which counts for alot when salvaging data

Canon looks cleaner to me, especially in the dark areas.
