>>60880 First thing to try is to make your camera expose the sensor (there should be a "Sensor Cleaning" option in the menus somewhere) and blow on it with a blower bulb (NOT a can of compressed air) while holding the camera facing down.
If this doesn't help, better take your camera to a dealer to be cleaned professionally. Personally, I don't trust the sensor cleaning kits that are sold out there.
