Kodak EasyShare (EasySHIT) C875 Shadowfax !uSuAIvO72Q!!RpO
My personal review;

I got this thing for Christmas and just got to use it. So I've been taking pictures of some local stuff for /p/ with 'The Camera', listed above, for a few days. Well, I can say without any reservations, that this camera is the worst thing I have ever experienced. I apparently have to get a card reader because it doesn't show up as a virtual drive, they programmed it into the firmware.. Not to mention their software, the only other way to get the pictures off the camera, doesn't detect the camera. Go figure, typical, eh?

So, anyone else experience hell with kodak? Any reason why I shouldn't smash this thing to bits? Their software wont detect the camera as being plugged in, even though windows (2003) says it is. I very much so want to get these pictures off here and onto /p/..

3 hours of rage and burning hatred, this thing is being re-gifted. I'm keeping the SD-Card too. >:(

Writing off a camera because you're too cheap to buy a card reader is stupid and says nothing about the camera.

It very probably is shit, but you didn't tell us that. You told us it won't directly transfer to your particular computer, something that doesn't affect the 90% of the photographers here who probably use card readers. And certainly the 100% who don't have your exact hardware profile.

Tell us, then, if you want to write a review, how the image quality is, how it handles in your hand, how obtrusive or not the shutter lag is, and so on.

I had a Kodak Easyshare of some number and it too was shit. You are not alone.
