Too much empty foreground, the gravestones blend in too much to the point they're barely noticeable, and there isn't much of an actual subject.

Eh. The picture doesn't really have a subject. It's just sort of "Here's some plants". Also, you've given the (fairly boring) sky equal visual weight with the (fairly boring) grass. There's a thin strip of vaguely-interesting in the middle, then meh above and below it, and the vaguely-interesting really isn't all that interesting to begin with.

All that, and the colors are pretty dull and washed out.

Maybe next time, try portrait orientation and get closer to just one of the trees rather than trying to cram them both into one frame. And try some more interesting angles than just straight-on flat.

As support for elf_man's argument, I didn't notice the gravestones until just now when he pointed them out. I was just taking your word for it that you were in a graveyard and assumed you were shooting at the edge of it where there weren't any plots.
