hey guys, i uploaded some photos here a while ago and asked what everyone thought about them. everyone hated them.

but that was good for me, i have learnt to stop photoshopping and take good photos in the first place.

so what does /p/ think of this photo now? i know its hardly professional but you have to start somewhere

Good start to night photography.

('shopped and cropped - yes I know it looks more noisy)

Don't be afraid to play with saturation, contrast, and shadow detail levels - Do this in Photoshop RAW import stage or in lightroom.

Most all of tilt and distortion can be handled in Photoshop.

You really should use a tripod BTW (if you are interested in 30-second exposures in near darkness!)

Personally I'd frame it more to the right a bit, and add a little more saturation and contrast. I attached a version with slight changes.
