Ok I'm relatively new to photography, and I realize that I have improved some, and I'd like to know what I still do wrong. Comments, crits, etc.

Why bother showing your photos here when you have friends?

Composition is lacking. It does not excite me.

Hey come on, seriously, any way I could improve. I understand that you don't like them, and I'm grateful for you guys being honest. I just want to get constructive criticism, please.

work on not centering your subjects in the picture. Most (but not all) of the time, it's instant death for any hopes of an interesting photo. You also dont' have to have the whole object in the picture, take the first one as an example:

It may be against a white wall or something, but it might have been best to move to the side of the lit Rhino, zoom in on his head, shoulders, neck and have it peeking from the left side of the frame, looking towards the right (with open space on the right, of course).

Work on your exposures, play around (assuming you have a digital camera, here) a lot of these are either underexposed with not enough light or overexposed so much it washes anything potentially interesting out.

Unless you're doing portaits or there's sunshine, don't go out and photograph things on a cloudy day, just stay home. The photo will turn out completely dull.

You're biggest thing right now is trying to stop centering everything in the middle of the frame.

There, that help ?

Sometimes, you don't have to take a photo of the whole thing. Try to look for interesting details that suggests the whole.
