I dig these. Not especially well done... could use some curves/levels and sharpening, and better composition. But it's still better than maybe 70% of the shit on /p/ because it's not just "hey gaiz here's a pretty pichur of a pretty gurl" or whatever. There's some thought behind it.
Three classic criteria for art:
What was the artist trying to do? Tell a story about a guy who can't afford a guitar he thinks is awesome.
Did he succeed in doing it? Barely, he told it but not well.
Was it worth doing? Yes, at the very least more than threads of people just showing off meaningless and uncreative but technically good work, which is, like I said, at least 70% of /p/.
