what would be a good lens to recommend my friend?
hes saying he wants to do portraits and action shots. i assume action shots means sports some sort

so im thinking a fast zoom. vincent recommended me a lens about a week or so ago and im thinking it would do pretty well for him.

i cant go into much detail about who i am but i was the oly fag who was looking for a longer lens.... i was thinking about getting the 105 f 2 or whatever...

he uses nikon by the way

the 105 was for me not my friend. i didnt want a zoom i just wanted longer than the 26mm i have and faster than my kit lens is at 150 (5.6)
