What lenses are they? What flashes are they? You've got to take note of these things too.

im not going to buy it before doing research on the lenses and flashes. and getting it checked out by a photo supply store.

Then why ask about it here?

to see if it's a good deal, because im sure some of you have used this camera and can tell me if it's good.

The F3 is one of the best cameras ever made. IMO, the F2 is better for the whole no-batteries thing, but you can't really go wrong with any pro SLR from anyone.

$675 for three lenses, two flashes, and three lenses is very probably a good deal.

thanks for the help, i have an n2000 now and i was wondering if the f3 has that stupid 4 shot advance when you load the film?

I got my F3 with a motor drive for $150, and my lenses and a bag for $50 more, but all were well used before I got them. If the F3 in question is like new, and the lenses are sweet beans, I'd say go for it, but don't settle for less than like-new condition.

does anyone else find it weird to spend 675 on an old, film, manual? camera?

serisously whats so great about these F series over any other nikon/canon etc film slr?
im sure you could get a film 1 series for that price

1. It comes with three lenses and two flashes. It's not just a body. Say $1xx for the body comes out to $100 for each lens and flash.
2. The Fs were the only full-coverage-finder SLRs before the pro EOS models. Everything else had, at the very most, 98%.
3. Enough build quality. That is an understatement on the order of saying James Nachtwey points his camera at stuff.
4. Fuck your autofocus.
5. Or, alternatively, if you're into that sort of thing, the F4 has the most powerful (=fastest) autofocus motor of anything, so much so I've heard of it ripping apart the plastic gears on cheap lenses.

OP: Which lenses/flashes? That makes a big difference, though it's still probably a good deal. The F3 is a hell of a good camera.
