Make certain you register with Homeland Security and fill out the appropriate hazmat forms at your local fire department.

Wear breathing equipment and heavy rubber gloves.

A dark room or a bag to do it in. Fixer and stop could also be worthwile, though not neccesarily needed. Also, check that your film and chemicals are suited for eachother.

Fixer is definitely needed.

You're also going to need a graduate or beaker or something to measure out your chemicals, and something to hang your film with (ideally film clips. A clothespins is fine too)

You don't use fixer, you destroy your films pretty darn quickly.
Stop isn't usually needed, and washing with running water (keeping the tank closed!) is usually a good substitute.

I hope you are trolling with that homeland security bit.

But only terrorists buy toxic chemicals.

What, me? Never! If you haven't registered your ORMD chemicals with Hazmat and gotten a permission slip from Homeland Security, then you're a terrorist!

Get out of the wrongthink and do as your superiors tell you to, comrade! This is the USA! It's not like that bunch of freedom loving ex-commies over there in Russia!
