My answers to the questions.
1. I'm pro- for the friendly pedos who can control their urges, and I'm anti- for the pedos who resort to rape. Of course I'm also anti- for NON-pedos who resort to raping 18+ women. XD
2. I don't care if he stops or not... he's only one of dozens of successful JIdol photographers out there. XD Plenty to replace or succeed him. But he does make good, clear, well-lit photos, and is pretty good with his choice of set-ups, costumes, etc. And for those of you who aren't that familiar with Garo Aida, he USED to shoot full nudes of girls back in the days. XD Which means his work is actually much tamer now.
3. His current photos are a cross between tasteful and sexual... Most of his photos are very tasteful. As for the ones with very sexy poses, they're not that sexual when you compare them to actual porn. And if you follow US child porn laws, you need a "lascivious display of the genitals," or sexual content/objects (dildo, condom, lube bottle, etc), or actual sex/masturbation.... none of which Aida shows in his pics, therefore only ignorant/conservative people would call his work CP. Just putting a girl in undies/lingerie and sitting around on a bed isn't pornographic, thus not CP either. (Aida has a bunch of those.) But if it's a really erotic pose, like getting on hands & knees then spreading her thighs apart, or a close-up of pouring water right on her cleavage, then you can say it's kinda sexual/erotic. But still not clear-cut CP. To me, if a pic wouldn't be considered rated-R if an 18+ person did it, then it wouldn't be rated-R if a child does it. In fact, sometimes it's the other way around! A topless pic of a lil girl just standing at a beach could be considered rated-G or PG at the most, while a topless pic of a woman would be rated-PG13 or R.
