K. Is it because of the shadow? The more I look at the two the more I think I like the shadow I cast on the first one.

That's me in the pictures btw lulz

lens flare is a focal point in the second
You can make out your face in the first.
Shadow makes the picture more interesting,
and creates more lines to more your eye around
the composition

the problem with the second pic i think is that the light flares. him being in front of the light in the first pic, provides us something to focus on as well.

What is it with some of the faggots here on /p/? People come in here to ask a question or something and I swear there's this little pack of hunch-backed retarded trolls who think they're god's gift to mankind and everyone should have the privilege of seeing the idiotic, disparaging comments they make. Jesus fuck, it happens in every topic I've ever seen. Grow up you little halfbrained sacks of shit.

we are what is called, "an audience".

we have never seen your shots, we have other things to do, we are not concerned with your feelings, your aspirations, your goals as regards this art.

if it doesn't pass the first look test, it's shit, and you are shit.

get a real job.

I don't usually like photographs with people in them, but I have to admit the first one seems much more deliberate than the second, therefore superior.
