My K-1000 arrived today and it came with a 24-85mm and an 80-205mm.
I do a lot of architecture and landscape photography, so should I buy an even wider angle lens to go with it?
Or should 28 be wide enough?

You should buy a wide prime, because the chances of an old, probably non-professional zoom being well-corrected at the wide end are almost nil.

If you're really into architecture consider buying a tilt/shift lens.

I don't have nearly enough money for a working tilt-shift, but I'm thinking about a either a fish-eye or somewhere around 17 to 24mm.

buy a telephoto lens

Why don't you shoot with it for a month or two first before buying stuff?

Seriously guys, he just bought a K-1000, which I doubt he paid too much for. Keeping that in mind, why on earth would he invest in a tilt-shift?

Good idea, I'll shot for a few months and find out where it's limited.
