multiple images is best done with a film camera with a filter attachment for the lens, I have a multiple image filter which set me back only £10. Have a search around. If your wanting digital photos, use photoshop filters. Try out ones such as "liquify", "Diffuse glow", etc ...

give us a little bit more about what you're talking about. You can try using a long exposure with multiple flashes to get repeated images, but I'm not sure if that's what you're asking

First off, I'm not fond of doing someone elses homework. I'm sure there are plenty of photos out there, are you allowed to take any yourself? If so, that makes life easier. The topic to me would suggest things like mirrors (fun house would be excellent), reflections in windows, ripples in a pond. Try taking a photo of a shop window but at the corner so you see both the real object and it's mirror reflection. Even a macro shot of the light distorting effect you get when you have a straw in a glass of liquid. For a photography project I'd expect it to be not the poop that photoshop filters can create.

And if you're still stuck, you can always look on flickr and type in those keywords as tags to find.
