So... I'm getting the Lowepro lowepro off trail 1 or 2 (is the 2 really worth the prize) and I wonder if any of you have any experience with any of these models. To me, they seem ideal, since I can remove what I don't need at the moment. Thoughts?

In general I've been very impressed with the build quality of Lowepro bags I've seen. Not that cheaper bags aren't good either, but I can't say I've ever been disappointed with Lowepro.

Backpacks aren't as big of a pain as I first though, I bought the Lowepro MiniTrekker, and it can fit quite the collection of equipment.
(2 Bodies, 1 flash, 80-200 af-s, 3 other lenses, with lots of room for filters, batteries, cables, etc)

So I recommend that, its a pain not having enough room to put your stuff in.
(Which is sometimes the case for me now too!)
