The vignette is too heavy and cuts into the person on the left which is distracting. Right now my eyes are drawn to the big white fence. I find with black and white you really have to take the picture with he intention of pp'ing it as black and white. I cant speak for everyone, but I try and use it to draw attention to one subject within the frame kind of isolating it from the background. Either a crop or a more selective vignette would probably do that to this shot.
