Hey /p/, I'm thinking of buying myself a camera, but thing is, I don't think I have enough monies, I currently have $100 right above me and I'm wondering if that'd be enough for a good camera..

Sure would be enough for a decent Canon A series camera.

It all depends on what you plan on using it for. I dunno about $100 though, keep in mind that you get what you pay for. You might be better off saving up just a bit more.

How much would just a bit more be?

I'm kinda strapped for cash... Can't find myself any work.

If you're just wanting something to use for a hobby and having fun, you can get a Kodak Easyshare. 7.2mp, user friendly, etc... it's really a great little camera for someone on a tight budget. They're around $130.

If you have a good mom & pop photography store in your area they might have some good deals on used equipment. I try to go to places like those when I want a new lens.
