drew you a diagram depending on the room\studio your in, you may want to use the other light (backlight in the diag.) to light the subject from the other side. If you do that, make sure one of the strobes is slightly more powerful than the other, otherwise the subjects will appear flat and horrible.
Camera settings will be around: ISO 100(/200) S.S 125-250th Apt. Whatever your camera meter says. I have no idea what power setting you'll want to put the strobes on, never used lowel before. If you have a light meter, just use that.
