Maybe you can help me.

There was a new developed software with which you could resize picture and there was a website where you could upload your photos and enlarge them without loosing too much detail.
I saved the page and wanted to try it out when I get back from work but somehow my explorer deleted all my favs. :(


I think it was developed by a Japanese and it was pretty new.

And awesome.
