shoot high ISO for noise and contrast or you can shoot regular ISO and push the film for noise and contrast, i prefer pushing its cleaner and easier to print but then again this is digital

I like using Delta 3200 for the grain occasionally, but it has to fit the subject. Usually I hate grain.

Digital noise OTOH is never pretty. It's not a desirable characteristic of the medium, it's just static. If you're using digital to try to get beautiful grunge, you're an idiot.
