How do i get the noise out of my photos?
My d70's ISO doesn't go any lower than 200 (which i found out later)

so how do i get clearer sharper photos besides you telling me to buy a real camera.

Buy a real camera and/or a sturdy tripod and/or a good flash. And don't ingest nicotine, caffeine, alcohol, sugar or milk - these all make your eyes and hands shaky.

First of all, noise is a non-issue. Artistically, a little chroma noise *does not matter*, and if it does, just sample down by half and you're done. People who tell you to 'buy a real camera' when you have a d70 are retards.

Second, the shot you took suffers from flare problems. You shot toward a lamp which is really hard to do well, and leads to contrast issues (like you're having). Try shooting with the light behind you or at least well out of the frame unless you're going for a very specific effect.
