I just started using this camera and it takes surprisingly high quality photos, but I'm having a little trouble with the manual focus, andy tips?
The only thing that changes in the range finder while changing focus is the size of the box, and the focus nob is described by distance, how accurate is this usually?
It's a Konica Auto S btw

If you're not seeing two superimposed images in the center of the viewfinder, your camera is broken.

In older cameras the distance scale on the lens is usually pretty accurate. Use it with the hyperfocal method.
