Butterflies are always a good subject, but try to get a less distracting background. Try some different compositions as well, typically dead center is not the most visually pleasing of subject placements.

what are you talking about? i thought butterflies were cliché as hell along with flowers, sunsets, and cats.

anyway OP it would be better if you had gotten closer. even if the subject is in the center (which you should avoid) the picture is not about the bush or the woods behind the bug, it's about the bug. more bug next time. otherwise i like it okay.
