what he said,

but also Mirror Lock Up!! if you SLR has it, USE IT!!!

It stops a very small amount of shake, you wont rly notice on single shots, but if its a stop motion, it will show

Also tripod

Always been told to use it when possible, always have.

Id rather use it, and not need to, than needed to and not used it

Mirror lock-up is the first thing newbies and amateurs think about when talking about long exposures.

Any one with common sense and logic knows it doesn't do shit unless it's in the magical 1 sec and 1/30th sec (1/8th and 1/15th are the worst) range.

Mirror slap is a non issue outside of that range and only on absurdly long lenses or macro.

Exactly the typical newbie attitude I would expect from you. Doing things without really knowing why, "just because" is good enough for you yet you dish out bullshit and misinformation over and over on here.

It's getting ridiculous.

Is that a sorry attempt at saying you're trolling?

Go back to being an anonymous, at least you won't stand out as the /p/ village idiot. But with your horrible english, you would get noticed anyway.

You forgot to suggest that OP wait for a sunny day for better lighting. Remember when you suggested that?

I'm going to venture to say you've never even held a camera.
