Little noisy, but great lighting, great setting... now WAIT for someone to come through. Or if you're with a friend, push them into the scene. It's the perfect setting for a photograph with some PEOPLE in it. Kids jumping through the sprinklers, a couple walking a dog, an old guy with a cane, anything besides an empty sidewalk.
