NSFW pics of same chick? Lol
Crazy blown whites, actually looks good
>> Anonymous
I like it as well, but it looks as if the soap dish/tray isn't too clean. Maybe it's just me but I'd like it if she were wearing a pink dress and the soap were pink too... though that might make little difference in the end.
>> Serenar !m827jEgWi.
I like the idea, but it just looks like bad shooping if the background is pure white. I think it'd be better if the tub still had a little detail to it.
>> Anonymous
I like it but the soap dish looks ugly.
>> beethy !HJGkSBB3Ao
pretty cool, but it's a shame the foot and hand are cut off
>> Pulng
i like it.

but it would look a lot better if her hand, toe, shadow wasnt cut off by the bath. and if the bath colour blended beter with the walls. then the pic would be primo.

Agree.

Also, why do we want to look at a picture of a chick in a bathtub?

Blown background + pretty dress = basically fashion photography

Setting just doesn't make sense.

I can't decide what direction I want to take with the editing... there's a super clean, super contrasty poppy direction I could take, a kind of dingy, slightly creepy direction I could go (pic related), or make them look like old, also slightly creepy photos... maybe I'll just post my ideas, and get some feedback.

wow i seriously just noticed you may want to use the healing tool on her legs a bit. Unless thats what you were going for :)
>> heavyweather !4AIf7oXcbA
>>163798
Can't decide. I think I like it grungy and weird. But probably not, I'll go over it all when I do final edits. This is just sort of the first draft.
>> Liska !!LIVFOETqL8j
>>163799

Ah i've gotcha! IMO, the dirt on the legs are a little distracting, and thats where my eyes went as soon as i opened the image. i'm sure it will be the way it should be when you finalize it. What kind of lighting are you using? Alienbees?

Out of all the images, i kinda like the contrasty the ones the best. especially with the color.
>> heavyweather !4AIf7oXcbA
>>163802
Yeah, the distraction is not good, and I think the harsh separation makes the photo feel grungy enough. I'll def go in with the healing brush, patch tool.

>> heavyweather !4AIf7oXcbA
Oh and the kit was super simple. Vivitar 285 bounce flashed into a white ceiling, very close. It's like an umbrella. Annie Ray inspired me to start doing more strobe stuff. And man, stopping down and getting perfect exposures with incredible sharpness throughout is really cool. I'm sort of paralyzed with choice, though, since I can go so many different directions with processing, heh.
>> Liska !!LIVFOETqL8j

true, but isnt it fun as all hell? I'm debating over what to do in post with a model right now too.

>> elf_man !!DdAnyoDMfCe
>>163928

I love the pics. Personely I would like them better with a bit harder lighting, so you could pull a little "painting with light" on them, but these are great.
>> Anonymous
>>163760

HORRIBLE pose.
Don't use this photo.
The first thing I look at every time I open this is her gaping, hairy nose.
Also next time get your model to wash her fucking feet.
I also don't like the shots with the bathroom floor in them, and I wonder why there are bathroom fixtures in the images. The bathroom floor looks gross (mold in the grout) and the pix look like they'd look better if you just shooped out the shower fixtures.

Overall these are wonderful images, but I figure you've gotten enough praise so I'm giving some criticism.
>> Anonymous
>>163972
Haha, yea. I have been shooting models for about five years now, and that is an unposeble position. You can compare it to being at the hairdresser, when they wash your hair in those sinks. Try striking a pose while sitting there..
Its the same with lieing with her head at the lower end of a slope.

I find that usually its best to just avoid placing the model like that.
>> Liska !!LIVFOETqL8j

I don't like the shopping on the skin at all. Looks way too unnatural, like a bad porno site cleaning up models with bad skin.

I think the weird angle with her head contributes.

Other than that I like the concept. Its just the freaky looking skin that kills it.

I didn't really shoop her skin other than taking out the bruises and miscellaneous smudges. The unnatural quality of her skin mostly comes from the fact that she has perfect complexion.

I see what Anon means. If you look at her legs and feet in that shot her feet look blackened and her legs seem to lack the same circulation as her arms. It looks like they are dying or her feet are frost-bitten.
