My friend showed me a video of this cheap bodged "camera stabilizer". I've lost the link but I've drawn a classy ms-paint diagram illustrating what you do. Pretty straight forward but just wondering if anyones tried it and is it worth it? Just wanted to see before I go and waste my time and effort on it.
Given the cost of a screw, washer and a piece of string, I can't see how it's not worth it.
I am a uni student and my money is best spent on beer/food rather than hobbies :\

>>122593No, I'm not "straight edge" but there is something undeniably off about having "more fun" when half-gone. It isn't that difficult to entertain oneself.
>>122578This is legit and helps with very light cameras but you don't get much out of it. Save up and buy a monopod>>122591says the guy on 4chan
>>122591Nah, I can enjoy myself when sober, its just I like the feeling of drunkenness, as do a lot of other people. Plus I'm not the most confident person ever so it helps with that too.
>>122598Will a monopod be a lot sturdier? Any recommendation as to what brands are worth checking out? Thanks.
