Wow, i can't tell if it's a mountain or a tiny stream. Interesting.

Use an ND filter or two next time so you don't have to stop down so far. It causes diffraction.

the background (gravely rock stuff to be specific) is really distracting to me
i took one glance at the water then immediately looked at those rocks and though , "did he blur this himself in photoshop?" so did you?

yeah i did because the backround.was more destracting when it was on focus and its a picture for school and we need to edit our picture.... but yeah i know the blur sucks^^

change your perspective. these look like newb photos because your angle is so typical. Pay attention to the framing and what locks the eyes in. the first is way too much motion. There is no ground to focus on or object to keep the eye locked. Instead, the eye wanders looking for something to recognize.
