Hey /p/. I've got a Panasonic Lumix FX-50 as a gift some weeks ago. I've never been very good at this so I really don't know if it's my lack of skills, or are photos supposed to look sorta blurry when one looks at them at full size? i mean, they look nice when I print them at those Kodak machines, but look kinda crappy on the PC...

It's actually normal with these cameras. They need alot of light to produce crispy sharp photos. Just resize and sharpen them when viewing on PC, 3072x2304 does not fit any consumer grade screen anyway.

BTW, photo taken at the top floor of my university's parking lot.

I think maybe I shouldn't take photos with every single option in "Auto"... IIRC, that one was taken at 7MP, I usually do that for landscapes, regular photos go at 2MP... 3MP when I feel like file size doesn't matter...

OP again, I took this one the same day. I was testing those quick setting modes for night photos. Did it on purpouse because I knew the traffic lights would look that way if the cars were moving (Geez, if I move the focus by 1nm it ruins the photo), and I love that effect...
