Well I just got my new camera and I am looking for someplace I can upload my photos online for my friends to see, not publicly. It would be nice if it can be shown at full resolution. I'll pay if I have to.

Any suggestions /p/?

Facebook, Photobucket or Imageshack

Facebook only shows them to people in your friends list but Photobucket can completely shield them from public view.

Imageshack is more of a convenient hosting thing.

None of those would let me show them at full resolution though.

Even if you're cheap, you can probably still afford $6/month for something like LunarPages. It's a full hosting setup, so you'll have gigs and gigs of space to use. You can just dump them up there, or get fancy and use something like coppermine or gallery2. Both are very good image display solutions and give you ooodles of control. Only drawback is that people then have to register for YOUR site. So if that's not your thing, flickr pro already has lots of your friends on it, probably, and you can upload and keep pretty much all you want there.
