Looks like it was taken from behind glass, so yeah...

Autofocus and light metering gets fucked up if you try take an outside shot through a window, hence the blurry.

reflections in the window and camera shake are.. well, Not Good.

your exposure was... wait, what? 69793/1000000 sec?
umm, okay... and your iso is at 100, so you could probably just set that higher and not get the camera shake going on.
it's also looking really cyan, possibly because it was an overcast day? probably because of coatings on the glass.. you'd probably actually want to throw it in photoshop to balance out that cyan a bit.

I actually liked the way it came out >..>

I mean for someone who isn't that much of a photoenthusiast it came out and it seemed like a good Desktop Image (And a good one it did make for a couple months)
