So, I'm buying my first camera Nikon D200. In store isn't the 18-70 lens, there's a chance to get a 18-135. Should I go for this, or wait for the 18-70?

17-55 is tiny

uh, what?

focal range?

55mm to 70mm has literally no difference at all, take 1/4 of a step forward and it's the same

or crop it

Wide ranges of zoom lenses are notorious for distortion IE 18-135 stick with the 18-70.

Not any that normal people would notice, unless you're shooting architecture or brick walls.

Primes own your face. I love my 50mm prime. I'm considering getting a super wide prime and in the future zoom telephoto lens. Requires lens swapping, but who gives a fuck! (except for the dust ;_;)
