3 options
1: squeeze air blower, available at most photo stores. DO NOT USE COMPRESSED AIR
2: special squeegee q-tip thingies, available at most photostores
3: pay someone to do it

#1 is usually the best choice unless you've really managed to fuck up. If the camera is like getting older and has seen a lot of outdoor use it would benefit from a wet cleaning. I'd avoid option 2 in that regard and it get done professionally.

ive wet cleaned my sensor... now its perfect..
i used eclipse solution® and sensor swabs® both ordered off ebay.. it takes about 1 to 2 minutes to do... very simple procedure
