How does /p/ batch process dust to fuck on 500 photos at once?

I went to Rome, shot everything at f/8, and now I have photos full of dust particles. Luckily those sposts haven't moved from photo to photo.

Lightroom allows you to copy spot healing to every photo. Just copy develop settings with spot healing checked. Then go to library select every photo and paste develop settings.
