I think you can get away with saving some cash bu going with a SB-400. Its really all you need, but eh, everyone has an opinion. The f/1.8 is a nice pick, OP. A fantastic, fast, sharp and inexpensive lens. 18-200 VR is quite lovely. You could perhaps do with an older zoom lens and save money. And the 55-200 covers that range with the kit lens, and at a third of the cost ($250 with VR, $200 without I believe) I love the instant manual override the 18-200 gives though. But your set up is quite nice, no real complaints here.
