Yeah, I'm starting to see it too.

There's also this photo but it lacks a ground. I pass these buildings on my way home so I'll try again tomorrow in the same time of day with a wider lens.

I don't know why but the attached pic is the unedited first one while the other shot is also unedited. Exposure must've messed up though it looks more like motion blur. I'm thinking I should redo the first one only crop it such that it gets a bit more road at the bottom.
