disegard the composition, was just doing some tests, what i noticed is that i get this dust-like thing sparkled all over the image(look close)

I'd say it's either the lens or the sensor. As in either the lens, sensor, or both have crap on them.

looks like dead pixels OR Long exposure hot pixels.

Since it was taken at night, i'm sure it is just hot pixels, its a problem with small sensors.
take a pic during the daytime, and if you still see them they are dead pixels. So then get your camera replaced, If not then its just the shitty sensor
