i added the vignetting at the bottom, it didnt fade out as much as i had wanted to

I'll have a go:
First Photo: WAY OVEREXPOSED!!! You lost the details at the light and made a big mess (not circles anymore).
Second Photo: I like it. Nice bokeh, but aperture can be smaller to include the whole cat, while throwing away the background.
Third Photo: Fireworks? Try to include the horizon, take the photo from a further distance and use a tripod.
Fourth Photo: Again overexposure. I like the lightning, but if possible, move the light source further to the back or shoot at a different angle.

First: doesn't really speak to me. The lack of image quality really takes away from it.

Second: wonderful, excellent detail on the cat.

Third: not the most impressive fireworks picture, do you have others?

Fourth: very sharp, beautiful concert shot. The stray light may detract from the image, but on the other hand it adds some drama to an otherwise typical image. I like it a lot.

Keep it up, dude.
