Picture sucks, I'd be hard pressed to say find any exceptionally good qualities about it.
Hit your local book store and get a $20 beginner's guide to photography, really. It'll do you a lot of good if you learn the basics of things like lighting/shadows, center of focus, rule of thirds...; it's entirely clear from this picture that you haven't even begun to advance your photography skill past the usual "Point at people on auto-mode and take pictures at random moments" stage. As far as your friend saying you're pretty good at it, I think he/she's just trying to get into your pants.
