every other vantage point would of had my shadow in it, if i wanted to move away so there is no shadow then i could not see the chainsaw.

I dont use photoshop of cloning so what you see is whats on the neg. Fist shot was with BW400CN, but i accadently scanned it as a colour print thats how i got the nice chocolate colour to it.

I was using a 17mm prime on film, its very very wide. even stepping to the right i was still in the shot, it was afternoon sun and directly behind me thus the long shadow. Ducking wouldn't take me away. but i know what you guys mean it was just unavoidable :)
