I want to start trying to experiment with nighttime photography. Any tips or advice? Anything I would need? I like the look and feel of the picture I put up, so any advice would be appreciated.

use a tripod? Fast lens? You should still have a subject that happens to be in a night scene rather than have the night scene be the subject itself.

OP here,
Alot of people were recommending to use a camera that has really slow shutter speeds?

Yeah, those are rather hard to find. Look around craigslist. You might have to settle with an old one. New cameras are too fast for this kind of thing.

??

most new camera go up to 30 seconds, which for most, is long enough... but, you should spend the extra money, and get a dslr that has a bulb mode (shutter can stay open, for however long you want it).
