I want to know what, if anything, you were trying to do here. You've used a flash but was it really necessary? You have picked out the guy in the foreground with the flash on an f-stop of 5.0 but it would have looked more effective on f/2.8 with no flash. Remember that your f-stops aren't just for controlling the amount of light, they're also for depth of field. It looks like you were in shade here or the light's failing so why not bump up the ISO to 800? With these settings, you would have had a much more interesting photo, lit better and focussed more appropriately. Composition is another story. Middle guy should either be out of the picture or add to the left-right diagonal and have his face in the shot too. Forget the negative comments, just learn. I love it that you've picked up a camera, now turn of all the auto shit and get practising.
