wat?

Distracting bokeh is distracting.

Other than that, it's the cutest thing I've seen all fucking day.

Great shot.
Extremely sharp focus, rich colors, good contrast.
What lens were you using?
>> Sicko !L3HRY/miC.
>>164014

Old manual lens so it can't read it.

>>164026

Vivitar 135mm f3.5, pretty decent lens but the bokeh is a bit distracting. Just lucky this guy was pretty cocky.

Thanks. :D

Damn, for a manual focus on a skittish critter that's pretty damn amazing. Bravo, Sicko!

Nice penguin
>> Blackadder !!bSWRwu/NqzQ
Really nicely done. The bokeh is quite interesting really. Unusual. I think it's something that may work well in the right situations. I don't find it too distracting here thanks to the sharpness of the subject and how well you have framed it.

This thread needs more criticism.
It is in danger of being totally un-/p/.

IT WAS TAKEN BY A PENTAX QUICK EVERYONE SAGE

No worries, a single post from me ought to change that.

Its a photo of a squirrel. Nothing exciting, technically good shot, boring content.

I have to disagree.
I mean, sure, squirrels are like sunsets (everybody shoots them to death), but for what it is this is an exceptional shot.

The colors are bright and natural, the depth of field and framing are just about perfect, and for a squirrel this is actually a pretty interesting specimen.

i would have liked a little more space on the right side
squirrel feels too close to edge of frame

Inspired by this thread, I took some pictures of squirrels today.

Here is one of them.

i take so many awesome damn pictures that the counter in my camera rolled back over to negative numbers.
>> Vincent !!8LCSE0Zp1mL
>>164338
Canon shenanigans = you never know how many pics you have taken. Seems strange to limit that.. Nikon doesn't not sure about Sony , Pentax or Olympus
>> linkiE !ei5A1FPDuk
>>164341

Doesn't it have to do with int overflow or something? For that reason one particular number has an absolute value of a negative number.

Negatory, there's like two albino squirrels on campus, we see them around pretty often. It's good luck, lol.
