Photo project: Street signs Anonymous
What's up /p/, I just bought my first digital camera and decided to do a photo project so I can learn how to use it.

What I will do is go around the city taking pictures of street signs. I can learn about aperture, shutter speed and exposure that way. It's also a good test of how to frame the pictures.

I think this is pretty unique because no one takes the time to photograph street signs. They're just there on the streets normally and no one pays attention to them. This photo project will emphasize the idea of street signs.

What do you think?

Yeah, you pretty much think wrong.

But it still might be cool if you've got some skillz, and I approve of people actually going out and taking pictures, so I say go for it.

That's only like one sign.

I want to take the time to build a story about street signs. The entire photo project is dedicated to them.

It will showcase different types and I want to make people see them as more than just a street sign.

Well, do it. If it's a project you want to do, it doesn't matter what /p/ thinks. Grab the body, the film (if applicable), and the lens you want to use and go shoot from street signs.
