>>227432 Of course it's small, it's a small-sensor format camera. Criticizing it for the size of the sensor is like criticizing a camera that takes 135 film for taking 135 film. It offers advantages and disadvantages to larger formats in both cases, and I know you know those lens specs (24-70/2 equivalent) would not be able to be realized at anywhere near that size on a camera of equivalent size.
I personally wouldn't mind something larger, in the mold of their DMC-L1 (which had a 28-90/2 equivalent lens), but for some reason some people have a thing against just throwing a camera body over their shoulder and insist on it fitting in their pocket if it's not an SLR.
I do think it could be served with a slightly larger sensor, say 2/3" like the DMC-L1, but a significantly larger one would negate the benefits (smaller lenses, significantly more DoF) of the smaller formats. Although it would be nice if there were more non-SLRs in larger formats.
Big thing, though: Give it interchangeable lenses; my ideal selection would be something like an equivalent 24 Summicron, a wide-normal Summilux, and then a ~75mm and ~90mm Summicron or Elmarit.
Also an EVF that sticks in the shoe, like on some of Ricoh's cameras, for TTL work.
