step 1: photoshop step 2: ctrl + B step 3: experiment with colors and don't forget the tone balance settings [shadows, midtones, highlights] step 4: profit!
I did this in about thirty seconds. Your photo was mostly green, so it was a no brainer to add warm colors like red and yellow to her skin. I added some blue to counter all the green in the background too.
