use a microfiber cloth and a bit of rubbing alchol

Squeeze oil from your face and let it drop on the lens. After that, grab some 200 grit sand-paper and thoroughly rub the lens. Lastly, use an ice pick and jab into the lens roughly. You're done!

i went to the camera store, and the chick was like 'waht is microfiber?' but it's japan, and i asked for maikurohaibaaaaa, which is apparently not right. she pointed me to a lenspen though, and claimed it was good for both lcds and lenses. it seems to have done the trick. (shrug)

I've used those lens pens before and they work well on the lenses. I'd be careful about using cleaning solutions or alcohol on the coatings of the lenses. As someone pointed out they can be damaged.
