What's the case for the AE-1? It was a cheap consumer model, right? Is the handling just really nice or something?
>> AnonyBob !!bHK6FUTAyi2
how much money is "your money" the best camera is one that fits within your budget for starters.

What about decent Digital SLRs? I'm looking at these models, and all I seem to find are classic SLRs.

Excuse the newbism.

It's pretty much just the 10D firmware, since they're almost identical cameras, but one has less features

You can run DOS on your Canon, lulz

any nikon custom firmwares? i thought iso was a hardware thing and couldnt be changed by software?
>> Depressed Cheesecake !wFh1Fw9wBU
>>222974
ISO rating is simply how much the signal is amplified by the camera, so it's easy to tweak.
>> STARWOLF !iZn5BCIpug
I'm afraid I can't let you do that fox.

I have no idea whats going on in this thread but the "iso" is most likely faked instead of actually changing the sensors sensitivity.
>> Anonymous
Layer a random noise pattern over the top and presto higher iso : P
