Question: If I want to make a layer in photoshop get narrower at the top (like a pyramid shape), how would I do it? I can't do it in transform...

Boring water is boring.

Would do better as a really wide panoramic crop. Or, even better, get closer and make those colorful boats the main subject with the mountain as the background.
