7dayshop is a good source of batteries if you are in the right area.

General consensus is yes, if you don't mind the capacity of just 2000 mAh.

These will do over 1300 shots in a D350 battery pack. I don't know how many exactly because they have never run out completely.

eneloop.
yeah eneloop.
have I said eneloop yet?

oh you meant fucking batteries?!
why would you buy batteries.

get eneloops instead.

What will you use them for?
If you're going to completely drain them every day get regular NiMH ones, 2700mAH or something.
If you want them to lay in a bag for weeks and still be ready to use get low self-discharge ones like sanyo eneloops or GP recykos. (the eneloops are better)

Also get a good charger. The Maha MH-C9000, the lacrosse bc-700 (aka voltcraft ipc-1l) or bc-900 (aka ipc-1) are nice.

I use Sony 2700 mAH NiMH batteries for my flash because they're cheap.
I think that the charger is more important. I have a battery charger from R/C cars with an LCD display that shows a voltmeter, Ammeter, and the charge rate. Charge rate is adjustable through a dial ranging from .1 to 4 A. It predicts the peak for 4-10 cells so it's perfect for pretty much any battery that goes in.

Eneloop batteries rock my world and last for fucking ages even after sitting around for weeks at room temperature.

Are eneloops that fucking good or are you all just hyping?

guys, did you know pentax uses AA batteries in their dslrs lol
>> Anonymous
>>277542
I was just thinking about that. If I had an AA pentax, I'd pump eneloops into its battery hatch like hard cocks, no questions asked.

packing some sealed pre-charged batteries for an emergency can be useful. just don't use them until you have to.

>>277541
No, they're really fucking fantastic.

I use a set of Panasonic high drain and a set of Energiser high drain. Both have served me well, but neither hold a charge longer than a week
