Here's another mushroom picture I took two years ago. It's probably a little overexposed. I know better now :)
They're really hard to find.

Common /p/! I got bit by a million mosquitoes for this! *dies from west nile virus*
Horrible? Boring? Awesome? Perfect?
I mean you could have pointed out that the focus on the second picture is a bit unfocused, but my camera REALLY sucks for focus so that's as good as it got.

ok, you are begging for feedback.
First of all, I am sorry about the nile-virus.
In my opinion, mushrooms should always be photographed either from the side, or from underneath, so there goes most of your photoes. (unless you find some really strikingly beautiful and colorfull shrooms of course)
your second pic is the perspective that I like, but I think it is a bit out of focus, seems that you are focusing a couple cms in front of the mushroom.
Cant tell if my pic is good or not - chosing from thumbnails.

also - this thread is now about mushrooms

Yes I am, because I've never seen a photo on this board that didn't get any feedback at all, and I shot like 50 pics of this thing.
I was kidding about west nile virus. I probably don't have it. They didn't help though. It was nearly IMPOSSIBLE to stay still enough.
Actually I laid down on the ground next to this shroom and got very dirty, so it's as much from the side as possible.
Yeah I fuckin hate the focus on my camera. I can't figure out what's wrong with it. Even in macro mode, and manual focus, it sometimes refuses to come even close to sharp.
Yes, more mushroom pics pls so I can learn from it. Everytime I see a decent shroom in the woods I shoot it because they're rather rare here.
I think the perspective works in the first pic. You see the stem so it doesn't look like a circle, and I got a lot of the texture of it. I honestly love it, but no one else seems to :(
