HDR makes it look fake and a serious lack of contrast, post the middle exposure that went into this.

Looks ok in thumbnail, not so nice at full size. either get the cars still or get longer trails. Too in-between. Also this>>297191

nice picture, something different for a shot like this, the tilting makes the composition, well done.

i agree on the short/longer exposure for proper car trails
>> Anonymous
Nice idea, but the tilt is srsly annoying. Also, I think it would look better in b/w.

Longer exp wouyld be good, but nice composition, I like the lines - nice contrast between the curve of the road and the straight lines on the buildings.

And defo better in colour than bw otherwise you lose all the oranges and resds of the road.

Interesting angle, it is certainly a good shot and there is a good variety in color that makes this evening time of day (or perhaps early morning) look soothing.

What bothers me is that the last pictures are blurred out, whereas the other cars are in focus. I would much rather see these all in focus or not. Personally I would enjoy it if they were not in focus and the lights they produce is the subject of the matter.

But overall good image.

Can you try a different angle and make it look as though the last part of the highway was going up towards space? Would make it really look like an F-Zero stage.

Too much tilt. I like angles but this is just too much. Not feeling it.

i like that there are some cars that don't have trails, in the center. maybe a little longer exposure, but if it that would lose the stationary cars, i wouldn't do it.
what would really be interesting: if this was shot further back (hard mode: in a copter on the lake), so that the stationary cars seem to be slowly moving out of the park area, and as they go around the curve into the city area, they would have the "car trails."
