So people have an idea on what to post. Unpredictable subjects that can fly away, leave or shift position while trying to take a shot!

Caught this bugger on my laptop's screen. Both were with a Canon A550 and a salvaged lens from a camcorder. that I can use for macro. It's fixed focus so I actually have to move closer to get it into focus. Problem was, the point of focus was only a few mm which meant simply shaking my arm would put it out of focus right away. Another problem was that that point was so close to the glass, I can end up casting a shadow on the subject or even bumping into it while trying to get into focus. Amazing this bug didn't scram considering how close I had to get to it. Must be attracted to pixels. :p

Good shot, considering.
Too bad you couldn't focus on his eyes though.

The ring that it's on is the hood and there's its lens cap. The back part of the lens fits close enough with my digicam's lens.

Agfa Vista is the perfect summer film. I've tried to order 50 rolls of Agfa Vista 100 135-36 TWICE from different shops. First time I paid, and then they sold the film to someone else! At least I got my money back...

2nd time I ordered a day too late from a different shop.. no film either this time.

Grr. I want Vista, but it seems impossible to get! Hopefully nordfoto won't run out of it until I have another chance to order from there. Anyways...

I'm still trying to learn to scan. First it looks good. After a couple of months I look at the same photo again, and the scan sucks. I rescan... ad infinitum.

Maybe this is finally "good enough"!

what the fuck

the 2 visible on the right are 20/30/40D level, that's nearly $2,000

the one with the big hood looks like a 1d but it's using an ef-s lens i think or maybe it's a EF with IS, 28-135 i guess, so that's like, $3,000 at least

and the other 2 are Rebels?

what the hell man
