If I put this DOUBLE CONVEX LENS (100mm wide, 200mm focal length) on the end of my lens will i get a killer fisheye effect?

so you basically got yourself a 200mm f/2 lens, which would be a telephoto, but it will have so much distortion and aberration that it will likely be completely useless

Won't work.

It likely won't be clean, but try coming up with a decent mount to put it in front of your lens (don't let them touch) and see if you can actually get it to focus.

Try to make your rig somewhat adjustable since you might need to move the big lens around to find a spot you can actually focus.

I'm betting you can make something that works, but it is going to be distorted and kinda gimmicky. But for $5, I say for for it.
