Seriously, one of the most important things to learn about composition is when something just will not make a good picture, no matter how you frame it, no matter what angle you get it from, no matter how you shoot is. A tree in (what looks like) a park will generally fall into this category.
You might be able to get a decent picture out of this subject by getting way closer and concentrating on just one small part of it.
