This machine makes me cry. Halp.
I pulled off a list of resolutions that the Fuji 550 prints at.
4x6 1228x1818
5x7 1536x2138
8x10 2434x3036

Seems to me that we have some inconsistent PPI values. A fuji tech once told me that every pic it recieves it samples at 307 PPI and that was that, but I'm not sure what native values I shold use if I were trying to send pics to this machine.
Does anyone have experience with this thing?

It prints what you want it to print.. as long as you have the right photopaper in it and the chemicals :p

I've used this thing before. biggest image size it can print is probably 30 or 40 cm x 60meters (since that's how much paper there is in one roll of printpaper-crap)

The biggest print it can make is 12 inches wide and I'm not sure how long, but a roll of paper is 505' long for anything up to 8 inch, I think 10 inch is 310'
I work with this thing every day, I just want to know why it's such an assclown sometimes.

fuji's gear is touchy and their service contracts, manuals and techs are insane. :P
