Generally portrait shots are interesting because of the facial features. So you either want the subject looking into the frame or in a profile view. Generally, I'm saying.

That said, back of the head is rarely good.

Like others have said, needs fewer trees blocking your subject. Also, it looks extremely noisy for a shot from a DSLR, which keeps distracting me when I view it large.
