Hi /p/.

How do I take a picture where my glasses reflect the light, like in the img?

use a mirror to direct light at the subject's glasses.

A mirror sounds good, but it may also cause the subject to squint whether they want to or not.

Replace the glasses (on the frame) with mirrors?
Also, window film.
Also, Mirror, as said, but aim it correctly at a very shallow angle so as not to shine it on their face

Reflections occur at a 90 degree angle to flat surfaces. If the glasses are flat (or very close to it) then place a light source at 90 degrees to the camera. In the OP's pic, the light would be in front of and to the right of the subject.
