P&S, Macro Ivy Anonymous
Hi guys,

I've been looking for a point and shoot camera that doesn't apply so much noise reduction even at lower iso settings that I can't decide whether it's a photo or a painting. I know you always recommend the canon powershot series, but I fail to remember which one exactly. It will be mainly used for landscape and other touristy stuff. Sharpness is the critical point. Who needs 12MP if one needs to resize it down to 5MP just to get a clue of what is on the photo. CHDK compatibility would be awesome.

Okay, enough gear stuff. I'm trying my luck with an awesome macro zoom lens that I've have recently acquired for the price of a nice meal. Please tell me what you think of that shot. I find it quite fascinating that the ivy seems to act as some kind of counter balance to the leaning tree.
Don't get distracted by the exif. I'm using an adapter ring with the focus confirmation chip.
