Baggie Anonymous
Okay /p/ - I've got a fat bonus cheque coming in this month and while I want to blow it on a 5D I've decided to save it and just settle on a decent camera bag or two.

My gear is mostly in the pic, add to that a bunch more batteries, film and the assorted odds and ends we end up hauling around and recommend me a bag or two. I'm not sure how often I would need everything in one place but I'd sure love to have the option spaced over a couple of bags (prefer backpacks).

Lowepro Computrekker looks okay, I like the thought of sticking the notebook in it as well :D

i use the tamrac adventure 7 ( http://www.tamrac.com/5547.htm ).

it says that it can only fit one camera, three lenses and a flash, but i can easily fit two cameras (F100 and FE2), five lenses (55 micro, 28mm, 50 1.8, 80-200 4.5-5.6, 35-70 3.5), a flash (sb-600), about ten rolls of film, batteries, filters, and two big fat neck straps. oh, and two water bottles, though i'm sure if i were brave enough i could fit some lenses or some flashes in those pockets too. i rarely use the front pocket, either. not too bad for like, 60-70 bucks.

only problem is that it's not big enough for my stupid exposure log. i just need a smaller logbook, i guess.

I don't use a bag.

I either use the bag I was given (free stuff yo!) when i bought my alpha (yodobashi camera ftw!) or a small pink animal shoulder bag which is just about big enough for a body and my 11-18 and a 50.

Most of the time I use a Lowepro SlingShot. Great for quick and easy access to the camera. Also good for when I want to change lenses or clean something and I don't have anywhere to put something down. It can act as a little tray in a pinch or while I am walking.

If I'm carrying a lot more that wouldn't fit in the Slingshot, then a backpack would be the choice.
