A picavet rig suspends the camera under the line -- my rig has a servo and capacitor rig that triggers the camera about avery ten seconds, then turns the camera about 20 degrees. Some rigs have abillity to RC pan and tilt and all, mine is a bit low dollar -- the skill I guess is in positioning the kite in the right place as the camera comes around.
