Dear /p/I don't know how it happened, but a little while ago my D40 started taken way overexposed shots that, no matter what I do, continue to come out as almost nothing but white shots.I tried changing the settings, I switched lenses, and I switched memory cards and the problem persists. I couldn't find anything about it online so I was wondering if you guys could help me.EXIF data available. >>130027I does that no matter what I do. I have it on manual, F 8,shutter speed 100, ISO 200 and it keeps coming out like that. No matter what i do I get the same photo.
Stop shooting in auto mode. Fag.
>>130042Dude, I'm usingS, M, and P modes and I get the same thing.>>130031I think you're probably right. I was using the flash when it started doing this.
>>130042^ OK I posted that based on your exif. If it happens in all shooting mode regardless of exposure then your camera is busted. Get it fixed.
>>130039Obviously either- your shutter is not shooting 1/100- your aperture is jammed open- your gain circuitry (ISO) is screwed- your post-processing is screwed- your flash is on.
