*most* of them are. However, there are several exceptions: - Lenses designated with "-K" suffix are Pentax K-mount. Since there are several variaions of the K-mount, they are not necessarily compatible with any K-mount camera, though. - Lenses designated with "-H" ("-N") suffix are Nikon F-mount. Obviously, they don't meter on low-end Nikon digital bodies, just like Nikon AI lenses. Some of the newer Belarussian lenses, including the aforementioned Peleng 8mm, are also made in F-mount versions. - Lenses with "-A" suffix have replaceable rear flanges (think Tamron Adaptall). However, rear flanges for K-mount and F-mount are quite scarce. - Some older lenses were made for 39mm screw mount. It's rather hard not to confuse them with 39mm rangefinder lenses (AKA "Leica screw mount"), as only the flange focal distance is different. M39 to M42 adapters do exist and you can probably find some on scambay.
