Hey /p/, newfag here. I just got a XT on clearance and have started fucking around with the manual modes. Any good sites for learning things? My google-fu is weak. Oh yeah, and I do have a question. When I take pictures of the sky, I am getting a dot in the top left corner of the picture, but when I take it of anything else, the dot isn't there...pic related.

The dot is a bit of dust or dirt on your sensor, most likely.

If you are just starting then try reading the manual first and then pick whatever site you like off of Google. It won't make too much a difference if you are learning the basics.
