i need to recreate a still life set up for my studio class. but i have no idea what to do so i come to you . . .post a still life and ill do my best to re create the setup and lighting.

Now, you do see that in my post I was focusing more on that fact that creating is more interesting than recreating, and less on whether it was recreating or not, get the idea?

now to prevent further misconceptions - I'm not saying you can't create it on your own, or that recreating isn't a good learning thing (note the 'nevermind')...

maybe do a google image search for some famous still life photos and paintings. Find one you like and try and re-create that.
