/p/, I come to you seeking help. I've been searching vainly for the photoshop tutorial/images and can't find what I'm looking for. I'm trying to find out how to add like, neon freehand kind of drawings to pictures, or even find out if it is done prephoto or not. I know there was a commercial that had this effect, I believe it was for a cell phone company? I don't even know what the effect is called and so far my google adventures have proven to be unproductive. any help would be appreciated!pic not related, just something I took a few weeks agoEXIF data available.
