haha, everyone does.
I'm actually in school for Journalism right now. September will be the start of the "photojournalism" specialization. I wasn't doing this for any money, just the experience, mostly.
It was really great. Maybe next time I'll manage my time a little better. I had 2 hours to do the air defense stuff, get it edited and take off to the science fair. I didn't want to waste time waiting around for my images to all load on to my laptop, so I drove to the science fair while it was doing that. Turns out the "start time" for the science fair included a half hour lunch break (when I got the dry ice pictures) followed by a half hour of organizing kids into groups. By the time the kids were done making their balloon rocket things and started testing to see whose balloon would go the farthest, I had about a half hour to get the pictures, get the information for the cutlines, get the pictures from both assignments edited and get myself back to the newsroom. I made it, but it involved some fancy driving, haha.
