ITT: buying, trading selling.

I'm not sure if i have ever seen a thread quite like this before, and stop me if im...trolling...but, i thought it might be interesting to see if anyone was willing to discuss buying, selling, or trading anything /P/. Cameras, Lenses, Accessories, photos, anything. Sage me if i am out of line - i just thought it would be interesting to find out who is willing..almost like an eBay just for camera shit. I fucking HATE eBay.

sweet, an anonymous message board for the buying and selling of expensive photographic equipment.

Oh wait.

Not sageing cause i don't want to kill a thread if other people like it, it just doens't seem like a great idea to me.

this seems like an appropriate thread to ask this

how the fuck does saging work? yes, i know how to DO it but what does it accomplish?

i still see saged threads get bumped back up and it's not like they get pruned faster

>>156757

saging doesn't do anything except suggest that your thread sucks, and good etiquette would require that you not bump it again.

on fast boards, it doesn't matter since most threads get pushed off the end in an hour or two (or less). on /p/ it doesn't matter since we never, ever get a thread all the way up to the reply limit.

Are you sure?

"Entering "sage" (by itself) into the [E-mail] field while replying will cause the thread not to bump to the top of the page, while still counting against its reply count."
>> fence !!POey2hdozCZ
>>156769

yeah, for that one reply. the next non-sage (an "age", as they're called) will bump the thread up to the top of the page until it reaches the "age" limit. then it will quickly sink to the bottom of the pot.

I'd be willing to trade shitty old 35mm cameras. I used to collect Argus C3s so I have some spares.
>> Butterfly !xlgRMYva6s
Oh now with the new pruning method sage does pretty much fuck all aside from telling everyone you think that the thread sucks.

With that out age is also pretty useless.

Some of the guys on /o/ and /k/ meet up n shit, i dont see why the fine folk on /p/ cant manage that.

I have a Nikon FE in great working shape that never needed more than a cleaning. I was very surprised to find my Nikon digital breaking down twice in the first year.

Only reason to sell it is cuz I have a manual Nikon in reserve.

I've got a Pentax K1000 with a 50mm f/2 and a 28mm f/2.8 in great working condition, clean, sharp optics both. I'd love to trade for a solid, working Nikon film SLR and perhaps a decent lens (50mm f/1.4 or 35mm f/1.4 would be awesome). I work with Nikon digital personally and professionally, so I'd love to have one system so I can share lenses.

Anyone up for it?

Forgot I had a picture of it!

Glasses not included... unless it's a really awesome trade.

You should learn to love eBay. I got a Minolta SRT-100 with 35mm, 35mm wide, 50mm, 135mm, and 85mm-205mm lenses with a 2x adapter, polarizing filter, and a close-up attachment with a case that holds everything for $45.

Yeah, but I want to trade with a /p/hag. I'd rather not hassle with eBay.

I'd swap you one of my Nikon manuals if I wasn't emotionally attached to them.

Oh, I have a 35mm Rebel in very good condition that I'd be willing to sell/trade or whatever.

It's about 4-5 years old, VERY lightly used.
Bought it for a darkroom class and then moved to digital shortly afterwards.
