I'm looking for an all-in-one printer/scanner, good enough quality for scanning in art at 300-600dpi, and for printing replica's.

I don't know anything about printers, apart from which are fairly decent brands.

Requirements:
- Cheap (less than £100, preferably £50-£60).
- Fairly high quality for both line art scans and printing copies of paintings/drawings. (my last printer was a photo quality one around 8 years ago, so there must be some good quality cheap ones around now, right? >.<)
- Something that doesn't guzzle ink, or have ridiculously priced cartridge replacements.
- Vista compatible.

Any help/suggestions/reviews/etc appreciated.
