Very nice work, OP, especially the first shot. If there's anything I can criticize, it's that I think the second shot doesn't benefit from the odd angle, it would've worked a very little bit better if it were level, although it could be argued that the angle makes it seem more dynamic and candid.
Are you scanning your film, or doing prints, by the way?
This whole thing really makes me ache even more for the days of film. I'm getting really close to picking up something fun to shoot film with, and developing equipment is everywhere on craigslist, so it's pretty plausible. Just haven't decided whether I'm going to go for an RF like the Bessa, or some sort of medium format camera. I really like the idea of a MF TLR or SLR with the waist-level finder, seems like it'd be great for candid shots, and there's a point to be made that MF film still has some real-world benefits in today's digital world. On the other hand, though, there's nothing quite like the feeling of a nice 35mm rangefinder, it really takes the photog back to a simpler, more refined era, in a way... 35RF is also nice because it means using the same printing equipment I'd use for my 35mm SLRs.
