yeah it's pissed me off at the university venue that i've adhered to the NO FLASH policy then these cunts from magazines or freelancers and fuckin bloind everyone... it does help the lighting somewhat... but fuck it bothers me and ruins the atmosphere of the show.

No, I meant that whether or not his technique was fail depended on how his photos came out. How your photos came out doesn't really enter into it.

(Second one's really good, though, incidentally)

Erm, these are his photos. I'll be posting mine in a minute.

you're only saying that cause its a girl.

Ahhh.

In that case, photo #2 worked out for him. Photo #1 is blurry, which means that even though he was shooting with flash and therefore could use a smaller aperture, he still missed focus. So yeah, total fail, like you said.

You should already know I don't post photos that shitty. :(

This one actually is really, really shitty.
The flash he used worked against him, not only missing the whole point of using a flash, but also flashing at a case with metal edges, thus reflecting directly into the lens. Fail.

>>138269
What's such a horrible sin about some reflections on a metal case?

I agree, flash should be used sparingly, if at all, at performances. But what's the big deal about some reflections? I think that one came out well.

can you bitch any more?

it's such a little detail

if no one told you it was a flash picture, it would look good enough to pass as ambient light
