It's the same problem I usually see with converting portraits to black and white, the skin always end up weirdly translucent looking, and it's a pain in the ass getting various tones to differentiate properly. At least her lips stand out like they should, but it's weird how her face blends in with the wall. Perhaps a little cross-lighting, or just some different conversion, would help that. Except for the skin tone thing, though, I quite like it, it's a very nice portrait.
