I like to believe that this was a practical joke being played on someone inside the port-a-potty.

that's actually pretty cool, but I wish there was more light on him.

On another note; WHY do you have a snake on your desk?

he's just happy to see you

DESK SNAKE GET!
>> ac !!VPzQAxYPAMA
>>111121
Yeah, I should be able to bump that by a couple stops when I get home and am near a computer with RAW processing software installed.

And it wasn't my desk, silly. It was the desk of our resident flash developer.

ALSO: AWESOME GET.

at the end of the work day cranes with loose lift cables usually have some kind of scrap weight attached to them so they don't swing around loose during the night and break stuff

but a porapotty seems a bit overkill for that purpose

Okay, so why does your flash developer have a snake on his desk ?
>> ac !!VPzQAxYPAMA
>>111130
It was actively being moved. I assume they were moving it up to the top of the building so they wouldn't have to climb all the way down when they had to pee.

>>111131
Liska, I am surprised at your sexism. Our flash developer is a woman.
>> Liska !!LIVFOETqL8j
>>111142

Okay fine. Why does your flash developer have a snake on HER desk ?
>> ac !!VPzQAxYPAMA
>>111154
Because if she let it slither around on the floor, it would probably get stepped on. And even if not, HR would *freak*.

So... pets are allowed at your place of work? Lucky. I'd love to have my guinea pigs at work. Maybe i'll buy some man-eating flytraps and breed them at my desk.

Now if only you could teach them to "fetch".
>> ac !!VPzQAxYPAMA

Yep. Or at least it's not expressly forbidden. It's a pretty casual working environment.

Lauren has a little cage at her desk and brings in one of her snakes every once in a while (she breeds 'em in her spare time). Nobody else has ever brought in a pet on a regular basis, so it's never really been a problem. Just so long as the people in HR don't have to actually interact with the snake in any way, they're okay with it.
