Hey Guys. Need a bit of help here.I hear everyone raving about how Canon "L series" glass is the best you can get. I have a sigma 18-200 and its pretty crappy. I cant seem to take good photos with it.So, i finally cleared it with the wife and took the plunge. I got the Canon 70-200 2.8 ( not IS - i have pretty steady hands and dont usually get blurry pictures so i dont think i need IS )I found a 2nd hand one in pretty good condition. The description said optically mint, has a few "scuff marks" on the hood. But, i just cant figure out how to stick it on the camera. My sigma fits just fine. I kinda push it up against my D40 and turn it a bit. My new lens just does not feel right.Am i doing something wrong? Was i sold a defective lens? Please help. I have an important shoot to do on saturday.
