I have no idea.

I think the noise is mostly from the compression, but Sonys do have a problem with noise at high ISOs. I daren't go above 800.

Using HDR is pointless on images that don't have an extreme range from dark to light... which is exactly the case here.
The photo itself is kinda framed a bit awkwardly, I especially don't like how the fence abruptly enters the frame.

If you absolutely want to do more HDR stuff look for a higher range of shadow/light.

You should close more the diaphragm (F11) and take longer exposure time to insert all the image into the depth of field. You may notice the fence is out of focus and that's not nice in a HDR image.
