a portrait should be a snapshot in time, one image of that moment. the context isnt important. it is the moment that is important, if context was important why would i sit there for 30 mins waiting for the perfect milisecond for a shot? its the capture of the moment that is important, we can speculate as to what the context, it can produce some interesting interpretations of the moment.
