The shot itself isn't that bad, but it is lacking a few areas. >Exposure Time 1/250 sec >F-Number f/8.0 Quite clearly you had plenty of light to work with. You need to crank that aperture till you have the whole flower in focus.
As for post processing, see attached image; masked the bottom left and top right darker, popped open levels and gave you more true blacks, and removed piece to make the image more simplistic. The reasoning behind this is to give the photo a nicer flow for eye movement, giving you a decent aesthetic appearance as is the goal for most flower images.
