Soup, /p/?
I'm pretty bored and studying for an exam right now, so I decided to make a thread for anyone who'd like shops done or anything. I just got some new software and I'm trying it out.

guessing you didtn take the photo?
>> Anonymous
Nope. I try to not post my own work on here because that's just begging for it to be stolen.

You're right about that OP, though most people dont like doing it because people in /p/ are overly (mercilessly) critical without providing any useful bit of feedback at the same time. Theyll state the obvious in a hurtful manner without providing information on the solution, or will just use absolutes like "Stop taking pictures."

>>198398
lol you assume it's any good.
>> Anonymous
>>198401
Could not know until you one day see it posted somewhere else under someone else's name. Not op here btw.
>> Anonymous
>>198401
Not necessarily. People will steal anything, especially here where nine times out of ten it's for the lulz.

I'm generally pretty good at nitpicking my own work, though sometimes I overlook a thing or two, but overall when it comes to criticism, if it's not constructive or considerate, it's more or less that person's problem.

>Theyll state the obvious in a hurtful manner without providing information on the solution

if it's that obvious then you should fix the problem before posting or else start the post saying
>this obvious thing is the problem how do i fix it?

OP here again.
I pretty much just want photos to have some fun in Photoshop with.

In before memes, sdn, etc.

No one has ripped apart OP's pic yet so

Also, wtf?
It's much more than a sepia filter.

On /p/ the shit work gets stolen and recirculated faster than anything decent. You're more likely to get decent stuff stolen on flickr or deviantcrap.
>> /p/ rule number 1 Anonymous
>Only upload images that you, the photographer, have taken.

Man up and post your own work for critique. I've gotten useful advice a couple of times. Also the best way to protect copyright is to resize as /p/ keeps recommending to everyone. Other people won't be able to do much of anything with a 600x900 pixel shot. Also see:>>198625

anything put out onto the net is open for being ripped.
