A pseudo-estranged friend sent me this letter yesterday. She said I didn't have to answer, but instead of a letter I took this picture for her.

The picture has been cropped and the levels adjusted a bit. Nothing else.

I love seeing reconciliations, even if I only understand one complete sentence and a handful of phrases here and there. (Yay for one semester of Spanish!)

Though "hoy vi Donnie Darko. Dude..." is awfully universal.

OP here, thanks for the feedback. I'm kind of glad you guys can't actually read it, no offence. The Donnie Darko part was pretty obvious, she just saw it and said she'd wanted to talk about it with me like we did with other interesting movies.

I'd like to know which version you like better. I like the shopped one, but perhaps it's too dark?

Might just be me, but I can clearly see those edges on the post-it between the note itself and the letter, and it's kind of annoying to see. She probably won't see it, though, considering that the rest of the people here didn't really notice it.

As for the message, it's really nice. Anon approves.

the top edge of the post-it looks like shit in the shopped version. otherwise it's nice.

They in fact do. This is a letter/card my gf made me after I visited her job (she was bored working the front counter by herself).
