I can get a Nikon D70 for 300€ ($431). Should I buy it or wait some more and get D80?

Get a D80, you can get them cheap now as everyone is selling to update to the OMFGZD90.
The D90 isn't worth upgrading to from the D80 in my opinion, if I ever want to upgrade i'll go to the D300.

Listen to this man.

I bought a D80 a few months back and I could care less that I could've waited for a D90. It's not really worth it - especially now when D80's are selling cheap.

I own a D80, and I can find no fault in it, everything works as it should. It doesn't handle noise as good as it could at 1600+, but then again - who shoots at them crazy speeds? I doubt you'll ever need to with the impressive lineup of lenses avaliable for the D80.
