No problem
Curious as to details of the shot?
Handheld?
how many pics?

I'm still going to critique it though :)
The actual scene isn't very exciting, and the clouds don't help much. Either
A) Wait for better light and less overcast
or
B) Wait for better light and less overcast and shoot somewhere different :)

Are you still in Okinawa? I'm sure you could find some kickass beaches with cliffs or interesting trees or something?

Handheld, about 10 pics, although two of them were really unnecessary.

EOS 30D with EF 24-105mm f/4L IS at 24mm and Marumi circular polarizer.

I apologize for the boring view, but the weather is bad and I just wanted to get the technical aspect of the panorama down so that I can do them right from now on. The most beautiful places in Okinawa are too far a drive for me since I just had my wisdom teeth removed and I feel like shit today.

I will definitely reshoot this picture on a better day, and I'll go to some of the prettier places on the island soon.

Cool, good to see people are actually trying them handheld. Post the next ones on here of course :)

at 24mm 10 shots, this pic is probably what like a 110 degree arc? If you go any wider you will need to start layering vertical pics aswell

Also forgot to mention before, No stitching glitches in the power lines means that lens has very little distortion, Nice :)

One thing I didn't mention before: I placed my elbow on a fence and held the camera by the middle of the lens, as if my arm were a panoramic tripod. Otherwise, I think that there would be too much parallax shift. Is this true, or does it not matter how I hold the camera when I take the pictures?

I'm sure it helped a bit, though It matters less than you think. It also only is a problem with things that are very close to you.

Heavily patterned objects can be troublesome when they are in your immediate foreground (Brick walls, patterned tiles etc)

hey vincent care to repost your tips?

im starting to get into a lot of panos due to lack of wideangle lens.

whatya think of either a 30mm or 50mm on a crop? so far its worked ok for me?

I should write these down or something.

Someone asked me before to do it, so i'll make my own thread dedicated to panoramics here (And repost some of my old ones, someone also asked about that)

Panoramas are not interesting in themselves. In fact they can often make interesting parts of a scene insignificant because they are so overwhelming to the viewer. You need to isolate your subject better so we have something to look at.
