i don't like flash
It makes the subject stand out to much of the background, like it is badly fotoshopped in
but thats just my opinion, other ppl seem to like it.

there's nothing wrong with it, you just have to remember that you're really making two exposures on the one frame. The hard part is keeping the fill flash even with the natural light, nothing really can help you suss it out other than experience and familiarity with your grear.
