'sup /p/, it's been a while. What's with the board turning to shit recently? ;/

ITT: wandering around somewhat neglected old industrial-ish part of the town. May last year.

All on Kodak Academy 200, dipped in R-09 (Rodinal) 1+100.

Only got to shoot one roll of this material, but I quite liked what I got - despite nearly all opinions on the net being bad to worst. Shame it's discontinued now, and I never found any forgotten stock of it since then.

Fellow photographer shooting sunset. You should be able to see the sun, if your monitor is calibrated properly.

My attempt at the subject. Delicious 6x7 format crop - guess what I'll be getting when I finally get into MF.

And with that, I'm spent for now. C&Cs will be much appreciated.

Recently? It's been like this as long as I've been here...

(If you remember the board being better before I got here, well, I think we may have located the problem)

Also: Good shots. That film looks grainy as hell for ISO200. Not that that's necessarily a negative (good B&W film grain is one of those reasons to keep shooting film), but it's interesting.

I remember the board from well before you started posting, and yeah, it was way better back then. ;) But seriously, I mean the last month or two, it feels like it took a sudden nosedive with all dumb posts.

Graininess was a big part of all criticism towards this film, but for my general purposes I don't mind grain at all. Rodinal isn't exactly a fine-grain developer either. Maybe there's something to my post-processing too.

Also, thanks.
