Kodak Tri-x 400 for b/w.
Fuji NPH 400 for color.

Superia is an honorable mention because it really comes through in a pinch. It's cheap and widely available, so what more could you need?

I plan on shooting some Velvia soon. Also, I'm not a fan of t-max. I like the traditional grain and versatility of tri-x.
