I was messing around early one morning after pulling an all nighter and took this shot, which I happened to like a bit. Please critique it and tear me to shreds.

well guessing that the sign is your main focus, it is underexposed

I like it as well, and I actually think that the underexposed sign, although probably unintentional, has a point. It catches the feeling of looking out a window a bright day, when no lamps are lit inside, and it adds atmosphere to the pic.
