Ooo. Perspective control. *covet*

So was this cross-processed? Colors look all wacky.

ektachrome e100 is damn good film. I never thought so, I was always a fuji fan until I got some from a guy who threw it in with an ebay purchase.

I was amazed when I got the slides back. Some of the E100VS blew away my shots on velvia or provia. Good stuff.

I'm about to buy some film (I just discovered that I can buy some things from Adorama through Amazon, which means I can spend Christmas gift certificate money on it). Maybe I'll throw in some Ektachrome.

Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't seem to sell the prepaid film development mailers. I really need to find out if there's somewhere in the area that can develop E6 120 for me that doesn't suck.

i much prefer Ektachrome over Velvia, but i do like veliva very much, i just like Ektachrome more. It tends to saturate blues and reds much nicer than velvia and i love those colours.

That's what I found (op of the>>115625post)

The shots were taken on vacation, in the Caribbean. Beautiful sand and bright bright blue-green water. The velvia had great results for anything with orange and red in it (I got back some nice shots of some flower bushes), but for the beach-scapes the ektachrome was way better. Very nicely saturated blues and greens, and nice and tight grain control.

ah ha! i knew i would find this somewhere.
Shot with my trusty Nikon F60 with 35-80mm f/3.5-4.5 and Kodak Ektachrome E100VS using a Marumi CPL.
The blues and reds are intense, straight from the film.

Wow, that sky looks good enough to have been photoshopped.
