Its "good" in that you can see your subject matter, its a picture of roses.

Its bad in that the front flower is out of focus and is nothing but a distraction. The entire composition of the picture is rather bland and reek of "I took the camera into the garden and took a 'picher'...".

You should look into the rule of thirds for composition, try to take more interesting angles than just walking up and snapping a pic. Closeups of the flower itself are also good, macro can be beneficial here.
