Yours is blurry as hell around the edges. Which is interesting. Because with a fisheye, everything's in focus.

It's called cross processing you dumb piece of shit.
This is Lomo we're talking here.
>> Anonymous
>>229080
then why does it show up on the last picture and not on the previous one, even though both of them are obviously processed the same?

The first one was shot into the direction of the sun, the other away. I don't know I'm not an expert in color theory, you tell me.

why the hell do people insist on reposting the same pics and asking for C&C?

use a forum if you need your ego stroked and one days worth of answers isn't good enough for you
>> Anonymous
>>229097

That's not for c&c
I was posting a photo of mine along with a response,
Seeing how 4chan is an image board it seems quite appropriate.
>> sage !i/euDJmWr2
you realize that stuff like this is why people hate lomo with a passion right? there's absolutely no thought put into these, you're just relying on the processing and the camera as a gimmick. if you strip away the distortion and x-pro stuff, they're worse than snapshots.

toy cameras are awesome, and good photographers can make amazing pictures with them, but you can't just rely on the camera and processing to make the image appealing.

Why so serious?
I actually just take my LC-A+ with me everywhere because I like documenting, sort of like a photo journal.
I'm not stressed about composition or white balance or whatever. You are exactly why a lot of people don't like "proper" photography. It's too serious and isn't about having fun and being free spirited. To me art isn't trying to please other people and trying to fit a mold that some panel created. There's always going to be people who appreciate what I do, and there's people who won't. Just like everything else in life.

>>229107there's absolutely no thought put into these, you're just relying on the processing and the camera as a gimmick

That describes Lomo's - they're gimmick cameras for people who don't know any better, and are too uncreative to make them take cool pictures.

I'd like to see what a Lomo does in the hands of someone with a brain, but then that isn't their target market. Seen their website lately? Whoever heads their marketing department is a fucking genius.
>> Anonymous
>>229110here.

And I agree that they have amazing marketers who can make a piece of dog shit sound like the most amazing thing you just have to have.

You might think of yourself as a special snowflake, but you're also quoting their marketing department almost ad verbatim.

You come off sounding the same as every high school hipster who lacks the education and money to aspire to actual art or technical proficiency, so they resort to a cheap, "cult" alternative to appear smarter and different. It's not working. You look like a tool.

Cut it out already.

I actually know it's the new "hip" thing.
That being said, you don't know me,
or what what I already know.
I don't think I'm special.
But anything you do, there's already millions of people
who've already done it.
People a fauxtographer period is the new "hip"
thing to do. Go to an indie show and you'll see
at least 5 girls that look like hobos with D40's.

Enjoy your contradiction.

that's all kinds of insulting to anyone who actually cares about art. a bland tasteless and gimmicky snapshot is not art by any stretch of the imagination. without composition art is meaningless because it doesn't have any emotional connection. learn how colors interact and what different lines mean to people and your pictures will be far better to look at.

I like lomo cameras when non-"lomographers" use them. "don't think just shoot" is their way of saying "waste film taking ugly pictures so you have to buy more stuff!"

always think when you shoot until you have the ability to compose your shots naturally.
>> sage !i/euDJmWr2
>>229121
I don't know you but I know people exactly like you. Every college town has them and they always say the same thing when someone calls them out on using their camera as a gimmick.

some people actually are passionate about photography, though it may be hard for you to believe since you're into lomography because it's the "in" thing and you thing it makes you artistic. it doesn't though.
>> Anonymous
>>229127

Way to ignore half the things I said about photography period being the "in" thing.
