Though it's kinda hard because you have a very shallow DOF and it's best done if the camera, lens, and object are completely stationary like on a table because not that much light gets in so you have to do a long exposure.
Here's a really small pebble (about the size of 3 grains of rice) on top of a coin. See how the edges are out of focus.
