What's this, Canon is an enourmous multi-national corporation and WANTS TO MAKE MONEY THROUGH ADVERTISING?!

FUCK SHIT BAAAAAAAAWWWWWW

Canon is the Microsoft of photographic industry.

Except what they make is actually worth buying..

did you actually read the article? it's not just advertising - it's blatant lies and coercion
>> BlackAdder !!bSWRwu/NqzQ

Give in! You know you've been waiting for this moment. It's your chance to gloat.
>> OPFOR !8vKpfCqy8A
If they truly want to cry over it then I recommend gaff tape over the advertising.

BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW CANON SUCKS BECAUSE THEY'RE DOING THE EXACT SAME THING NIKON WOULD IF THEY WERE IN THE SAME SPOT AS CANON.

Big companies abuse their advantage position, deal with it, or overthrow capitalism and free market.

lol, that one is awesome. A keeper. :-)

Yeah, but you say it like there's no such thing as free choice. These photographers have every right not to wear the vests if they feel so inclined. Personally, I'd get a similar-looking cover with the brand that I used( don't have a professional football quality camera) and completely cover the Canon ad. That way anybody checking would just see "a guy with a red vest and an ad for some camera company on the back," exactly what they gave me.

Sort of.

Sony Rules Canon Drools!

Well done. You know that made you feel better. It'll save in therapy if you vent it now. :)

haha...

NIKON DOES THE EXACT SAME THING IN JAPAN FOOLS.

I've seen pictures of people with shitloads of white lenses, and all of them wearing NIKON VESTS.

Both sides are equally guilty here.
>> Liska !!LIVFOETqL8j
>>94380

that depends, were they forced to wear the vests, or did they do it willingly?
>> elf_man !fBgo7jDjms
>>94382
It says they are required to wear the vests or lose stadium access.
>> Liska !!LIVFOETqL8j
>>94394

i know what the Canon article says. I was wondering about the guy who said that Nikon does the same thing.
>> elf_man !fBgo7jDjms
>>94394
...right. I forgot the second part of his statement. nm
>> ac !!VPzQAxYPAMA
If Nikon were smart, they'd load up the stadium with Nikon shooters in red, canon-logo'd vests some day, take a shot of it, and use it in their advertising.

it's japan, are you kidding me? Completely forced.

I was thinking that too, how it could backfire in Canon's face...
