The subject of this photo seems to be a horribly overexposed splotch in the sky. I.e., the main thing you're trying to get your audience to look at is something that's physically painful to look at.

Also, the rest of the photo is washed out, full of lens flare, and tilted.

the sun isnt the focal point of the picture...the focal point is the shed and the foreground in front of the shed

Then you should probably shoot sometime when the sun wont be in frame.

Also, how hard is it to take a level photo?

Then you fail at composition, because the shed is totally dominated by the sun.

Should have waited on the clouds to tame back the sun (a lot). If you are taking a non level picture, there should be a distinct matching line or reason in your composition. Otherwise it looks like a mistake, which it does here.
