Hey /p/, I dug up my dad's old Minolta SLR (see picture) and I've been messing around with it. I'm actually starting to get interested in photography. Thing is I think the Minolta sucks because it doesn't let me customize shutter speed or aperture or anything. Am I wrong or is it really pretty bad?Excuse the crapiness of the picture.EXIF data available. Here's one of my better shots with the camera. Comments?
SLR which doesn't let you customize something? You're definitely doing it wrong.
Well, it let's me decide if I want a faster shutter speed, but other than that it does everything for you. It's over 20 years old, so...
the maxxum 3000i doesnt have a manual mode. it only has program and hispeed program, which is the same thing exccept it tries to get a faster shutter. so yeah.
