goto: Optimize image -> Custom -> Color mode -> and either Ia (sRGB) or IIIa (sRGB), not II (Adobe RGB).
In PS, make sure that your RGB is also set to sRGB and your monitor as well. Right click desktop -> Properties -> Settings -> Advance -> Colour Management, make sure that sRGB Colour Space Profile is selected as your default, if not there, goto Add and search for it.
