DSLR under $200 is probably going to be hard to come by, but then again I don't know of everything out there.
under $200? You digital slr will be a 2nd-hand unit for that price.
You might be able to get an original Digital Rebel , Canon D30 or Nikon D50 for $300-400 but don't expect to find anything useable for $200.
