Hi again, how can I fake a distant sea sparkling under the sun for some miniature model shooting?

Tried using a sunscreen slightly out of focus with a blue light on it... not good. Maybe green.

Any other whack ideas? or better xD

A small body of water won't sparkle unless you figure out a way to drive some high frequency mechanical vibration through it to create miniature waves.

i hear they used ethanol to mimick water with scale-models in some tad older movies. viscosity or some other funky fluid property thing. water doesnt scale down with the models.
