How do I shoot pics of tabletop figures like those, /p/ ?
I've got an EOS 400D.

We're really not. What exactly are you having trouble with? The pointing the camera at the figures? The pressing of the shutter button? If you're blind and too stupid to hit a button, I don't think we're going to be able to help you.

put the figures on a white sheet of paper that curves from the ground to the back "wall"
set up two lamps, one on either side of the thing, preferably one higher and one lower
hang a vertical piece of thin white cloth, vellum or tissue paper between the light and the figures to diffuse the lights
Set your camera to macro
put it on a tripod
take the photo
