look up polarized light
Use an LCD, or a flash with a CPL in front of it (and a CPL on your camera lens aswell)

OP here, the 200x is useless. the DoF is so small that when you wiggle microscope it goes out of focus. It also doesn't halp that the platform for the slides isn't always perpendicular to the microscope. All I could see in he semen was bubbles. it was really spread thin too ;_;

i only take pictures that involve sperm. i am a spermatographer
