Future is unclear, ask again later. Umm, where did you say that you saw that camera at?

I was wrong, it's actually a fujifilm S5200. It's at my Target store for $254.99

The S5200 is not a dSLR. It's just a bulky point & shoot.
* No clear high ISO shots
* No interchangeable lenses

And looking at the lens on that thing, that's a big issue. Maximum aperture, even at the wide end, of f/3.2? Ouch. It's got anti-shake, but still. Ouch. My old Minolta DiMAGE A200 was 8MP, had anti-shake, and could do f/2.8 at the wide end, and I think I sold that for around $300 about four or five months ago.

I'd say hold out for something better.

y'know, i thought that other thread looked familiar.

ok, so what camera should i buy?

I'm looking to spend maybe $200 - $250. I want something cheap but something that still has a lot of semi-advanced features and a decent amount of zoom and Megapixels. I want to be able to control white balance, iso, film speed etc, and have black and white. What camera should i buy?
