Only 30fps?! I'll wait for my MarkIII kthx. Best thing though, it doesn't have the horizontal rolling shutter! Compression's great, artifacts are at a minimum. That's h264 for you. Much much better than M-JPEG.
It's got terrible motion blurring though. It could be the 1/30 equivalent shutter or maybe Canon avoided the rolling shutter problem by making the readout vertical rather than horizontal.
