I like the point of view and the tones, except the overexposed sky. How did you do the b/w conversion? Using the photoshop equivalent of a red filter might help the sky. If that doesn't cut it you could invest in a polarizer filter.

Only the street directly in front of the lens is in focus, is that on purpose? I would've used a smaller aperture, so the church and trees in the background are sharp too. Or if you wanted to draw all the attention to the track or whatever it is in the foreground I think the in focus area should be even closer than this.

Dead space on the bottom, needs cutting down to at least square (if not landscape).
Focus makes no sense where it is.
Too contrasty (overexposed sky, underexposed shadows).
Nothing really interesting there, anyway.
