All of these are still in production. The 600s can even be bought at normal (I.e., non-specialty-camera) stores still, although it's starting to disappear.
There's no real reason *not* to buy one if you want one. They're pretty cheap, after all (although the cost of film's a killer). Just keep in mind that the quality is probably worse than you remember it being. I got a Polaroid for Christmas, so I've been working on figuring out how to get good pictures from it. I haven't succeeded yet, but I'm still only on my first roll.
