Or a 18-55mm lens bundled with most low-end Nikon DSLRs, which isn't as good, but still quite usable. Then you can use your 35-105 as a short telephoto lens when you need it.
Or, if you don't have any Nikon accessories except that lens and plan to switch to digital completely, you can just get any DSLR and lens you like. The 35-105mm isn't a particularly rare, good or expensive lens anyway.
