The crop is actually horrible compared to the original. The original shows the couple toasting and the unfortunate (yet still amusing) shattering of the glasses.

The crop makes it hard to tell what is happening and makes the use of the pop-up flash look REALLY ugly. In the full size photo it is forgivable because it is such a fantastic shot.
