What does /p/ think?

Color or black and white, and general critique, please.

Ignore for the moment the shitty job I did dodging the arm on the black and white one; I've still the RAW file and a .psd. I'm going to go back and fix it later if the consensus is on the black and white version.

Black and whit, but unless you're Winogrand, that tilt won't help your photo.

I can't figure the tilt out myself, and I'd really rather not have it.

The kid is level, and everything else in the store is more or less so. The farther back one gets, though, it gets more and more tilted, to the point where the building in the back looks like it's being dumped out.

As far as the store, that's why I said "more or less."

But the kid looks level to me. He's walking, but in that context he seems level.

I'll try to rotate the photograph based on making the building level.
