Does anyone have a chart/graph/link/ect showing a comparison of how many megapixels it takes to make a certain sized print without enlargement?

At what dpi?
Its highly subjective what dpi you need to print something at to look good.(ie not pixelated)
300dpi is good for small prints, but the larger the print the lower the dpi has to be to look good.

Thanks! I take it the numbers inside the boxes are dpi?

Look at it this way: the farther you are from something, the less detail you can see, the more stuff blends together. So less dots are needed, just because it blends together.

Look at a billboard up close some time. Since it's designed to be viewed from so far away, there's very few DPI on it.
