POL a lot more useful than UV filter

If you don't know which is more useful then I doubt it matters which one you buy.

How should i know which is better, when ive never tried any? The main reason i wanna buy one is to protect my lense.

Get a UV filter to protect your lens. The polarizing filter has an actual effect on the image.

And when you wake up hit yourself with a hammer and go back to bed. Repeat forever.
