Best camera in the $100-$150 range?

I have a 2 megapixel camera from years ago, but the shit focuses on the wrong things and the overall quality is just crap. I am looking for a camera that I can just use to take pictures of events and moving animals (i try to take pictures of my pets with this camera and the shit is just blurred the fuck out) but I don't care enough about the quality to get a SLR.. Well maybe I would if they wern't so damn expensive.

So what do you think /p/eople?

ITT: A fag asks a questoin that's probably asked far too often on your forum and he is srry but needs your halp.

OP here, something very important to me..

I want to take pictures at night, without flash.

I want what my eye sees at night to be what the camera takes a picture of. The camera I have right now will take pitch black pictures outside at night even if fireworks are going on and i'm in an ocean of reflectivef material

low-light photos with $100-$150 is kinda impossible, unless you get an old film slr with a 50mm f/1.4

Pictures at night? Well here's your answer

Don't forget! It's a two part question.

Here's an acceptable answer. A better answer would be to totally rip apart the mount so it will take the Zeiss 50/.76.

(OP: There's really nothing that'll do for you, except an old film camera. Digital cameras that cheap all have small sensors that suck in low light.)
