might as well add this one in. The composition isn't the most interesting, but I like this picture (not as much as the first one though)

Resize and use .jpg instead of .png

Yes jpg is lossy, but filesizes will be smaller making it faster to browse your photos for others.

Thanks, will do in the future!

Any comments or tips I get will (yes, boring subjects, etc. Not many interesting things to shoot round here I'm afraid, plus I'm mostly shooting these to get used to the camera. I'm very new to photography, still need a lot of practice.)

The big blurry leaf in the foreground is quite distracting. Otherwise nice.

I like the use of the depth of focus here, but wish the words were slightly more legible.

Is that Garrison Keillor sleeping on the couch?

Yeah, I think I have another shot similar to this one, but with the focus on the words. I'll scan and upload later tonight.

Ahh, much better. Also appears to have less cheesy Photoshop filters run on it.

there are no photoshop filters on any of them. the first three were just scanned with a really shitty scanner, and its equally terrible software ate the levels (I got lazy and used the scanner hooked up to my roommate's computer rather than finding and hooking up mine). Thanks for the comments!
