NX has the shittiest work flow, and man is it slow. But when it comes to understanding NEF, it has no competition. You can basically adjust some parameters on the photo's settings after the fact, and the U point technology is like no other. The general rule of thumb is, that other third party software generally applies a best guess on the RAW of camera companies just because they have to accomodate everyone, and they try to approximate what the camera manufacturers set, but in the end, the camera manufacturers know their own cameras.
I use Lightroom, because it's easier for me, as I have to process stuff en masse.
And lol at "Photoshop has some raw editting"...
