You'll either have to make your own ghetto adaptor for your current flash or pay up big bucks for one. The 'real' fashion ones are large, expensive and bulky. Not something many folk get their hands on, partly because even those who have a studio for it might not like the look of it or justify the spending on it. The macro ones are cheaper, but nowhere near as big and bright. Great for macro work, but not for taking the kind of fashion pictures you have in mind.
Apparently Alien Bees sells one that is supposed to be a good price and work well. It's hardly what I'd call convenient and portable if you are used to wandering around doing normal hand held work. You'll get a better idea of them if you look around there. It's a very specific tool. A lot of money to waste if you only want to play with it a little.
