I have a question for /fit/...

I eat alot of bread in my diet (most of it is wheat thought)

is this bad if I'm trying to loose fat and build muscle?

Whole grain brah

yes, humans weren't meant to eat grains at high levels. our paleo ancestors ate primarily fats and protein and very little if any at all grains. carbs should come from: little fruit, vegetables, and a slim amount from nuts and seeds.

Make sure your bread is whole grain. Actually look at the label. Brown bread does not necessarily =/= healthy.

fiber is overrated as all hell, you get fiber from vegetables, fruit, and nuts not grain. the fiber you get from grain is shit compared to fruit, veg, and nuts anyways.

it's sad folks like you who listen to the retards who market high fiber cereals and grains, seriously read that article and be amazed.

Just because it says Heart Healthy High Fiber on the box doesn't mean a fucking scientist proved it, just like how supplement people put all those colorful charts and shit on the back of their creatine
