/fit/ suggests you do SQUATZ and lift weights. inb4 toning. Girls cannot get big and bulky without lots of supplemental hormones. You do not have the facilities and means to get massively hyoooge at this point in time. So lift weights, build muscle, ignite your metabolism.

Calories that are burnt during aerobic exercise don't exceed calories burnt from lifting/recovering from said lifting. Aerobic exercise is basically nothing. You could go to aerobics class or not eat half a cookie. It's the same thing. Unless you are aerobically exercising for 12 hours, in which case, you'll feel so proud of yourself that you'll enable yourself to eat a whole cookie...cause you earned it.

Unfortunately you've just undone 3 hours of work.

You can easily work off a meal with aerobic workouts. 30 mins of running is ~500 calories, which is a small meal. If you're only eating 1800 calories a day, you can get your net calorie load to 1300 and not be starving yourself.

Think about vitamines, are you getting all your vital vitamines? Zink, Selenium, Bx's. Eat your greens n reds n whatever colour they are. Drink milk, eat an orange. And you've got a ton of healthy vitamines there.
Milk is extremely good for you! I drink 4% fat milk and keep myself slimmed, no fat on me :P
