Eating very bad stuff, no vegetables, big carbs, sometimes fast-food, almost no exercise (actually none), lot of meat and not being very active (sitting around..).That was me before 3-4 months. Now, eating low carbs, lots of vegetables, drinking 3-5 liters of water a day, eating small meals (4 of them per day), sometimes meat, going to a gym and doing cardio almost everyday (cycling, swimming) when NOT in the gym.I guess I improved, and that's just the beginning. I'm still motivated as I was when I started./fit/ has helped me a lot.Thank you :)
minus the spikes in trolling, /fit/ is actually a pretty good place.i actually learned a lot here.
>>248744same goes for me, it not just helped, it brought me to other nice sites..
>>248737I forgot to mention, pic related, it's me. (Took the picture today.)
were you fat? You aren't really muscular at all, but skinny and lean
>>248752Then where's the before picture?
Yes I was really a bomb 1-1,5 years ago. Decided to start running and cycling so I got a bit leaner, but still not really skinny.
>>248761I didn't take pictures earlier. I didn't because I was already unhappy to see me like that, didn't need a photo to confirm that to me. :(
