Joined the YMCA Gym today and .... tokka !PqSzNbkqDo
Stretched 15 min. Did 30 min on the Elliptical machine, 30 min on the Recombinant Bike, 15 min on the Staircase Machine, and 15 on Rowing machine, I then did my max outs on free weights to find out what they were. I can MO 290 on Benchpress. last time I was in the gym I was only at 260. Could that be related to the fact I'm getting sex three times a week now from my GF and that she only wants missionary?

I then did Butterfly laps in the pool for 30 min

I then got heckled by teenagers for being overweight while leaving the pool. Seriously WTF. If you don't like me being fat STFU.

But to the point do you seriously think putting some one down gets them to want to work out. Not for me it makes me want to go home and just hide. I hate my self and it actually makes me want to stay home. Seriously just what the fuck? You complain we disgust you but when we try to do anything about it some fuck and his roving pack has to fucking start being a douche.

Also, Fuck swimming, unless you're on srs swim team, you're not gonna lose weight from it.

um if your retarded which i think you I used it for a cool down stretching and mild cardio work out at the end of the hard muscle workout. Swimming is far better for stretching muscles particularly when you do the butterfly stroke also as a low impact workout its great for your joints after having done heavy lifting. It also helps in developing you lung capacity and timed breathing.

Butterfly is a tiring stroke gfdsfgs. Especially for someone who is overweight and most like has little endurance, how many laps did you manage?

Alright /fit/

All of my life I've been fat; and my extended family has given me hell for it. Finally, I've lost almost all of the weight, mainly with the goal in mind to show up to Christmas and just rip everyone to shreds.

Am I the only one who has the goal of just fucking up family members and people who gave you hell before because of your weight? I mean, I'm looking forward to going to high school reunions and shit just to beat the unholy piss out of half of those bastards.

This Christmas, I'm not even going to say more than a few words. I'm going to walk in, goad my cousin into a fight while I'm wearing really loose clothing. He'll try to throw a punch; and then, it's on. I'm-a fuck everyone up.

I can't be the only guy here with this desire.

I would say I as able to do a lap every 35 seconds to about a minute 10 toward the end in a 15 meter pool my legs can leg press 1045 lb so i think most of it was from push off with the spin and push. I was on the swim team when I was a kid so I know how to do that.

Yeah, you're making the point yourself. Doing flip turns in such a short pool doesn't make much sense if you're looking for cardio benefits/cooldown from the swimming segment.

I have no idea what people are talking about, re: no swimming without a team. You can do HIIT just as well in a pool as on a track, you just need to have your technique down.
