Dear /fit/,

I've decided I'm tired of being a lard ass and want to lose weight. However, I've not been on a regular workout regimen in about 2 years and have gotten up to about 300 pounds. So, how should I go about losing around 100 pounds? Any recommendations on where to start (already cut sugars from my diet, etc., mainly looking for exercise suggestions)?

How should I exercise? Go to a fucking gym, don't be shy no one gives a fucking shit about you, and a trainer will hook you up with a program.

And it's your fucking fault for being fat as it's a slow gradual process and you probably at some point should have noticed you're fat as it's not like you wake up in the morning MOTHERFUCKER SHOULDNT HAVE EATEN THAT CAKE YESTERDAY

I fucking hate fatties they lazy slobs with no self control. Just as you wake up in the morning and brush your teeth (hopefully) going to the gym and eating right is just another habit just like that. Fucking rage. Fuck you.

Anyways, I think the most important thing is eating. Seriously, simple vegetables, MINIMAL starches/carbs, NO DAIRY (except skim milk and low-fat cottage cheese), and kiss fucking fast food goodbye. Also, excercise. GTFO of that computer room and run around the block a bit.

Im happy to share my eating plan for loosing weight - but to see the results you must do the following: See a personal trainer. dont complain that you dont have money try and see a personal trainer once or twice a week - there will be the most help to you.
Also go to www.calorieking.com to get an idea or what you currently take in. Either way my eating plan is around 1282 calories a day the absolute minimum to get by but its pretty good I lost 3kg in the first week. I will write it up in the next few minutes.

Ok breakfast
- 1/2 cup rolled oats cooked with water put a small amount of low fat milk on the oats - only a little
- 1 apple

During the morning
- Two peices of fruit

Lunch
- Two peices of wholegrain bread both with 20 g of avocado 3 peices of tomato on each with 12.5g of roast turkey peices on each bread.

After lunch
- low-fat yougert - LOW FAT

Mid afternoon
- 1 peice of toast with baked beans make sure there low salt baked beans around 60 g tin

Dinner
- Brocoli, cauliflower, carrot steamed with 100g beef one night, 100g chicken the other and on sundays and sundays only 100g of fish - salmon is the best. SO eat chicken one night and beef the other.

Eat every two to three hours and keep the dinner meal to a nice size and eat slowly. As the weeks progress you will need to up the calorie intake - start with fruit.

Exercise wise - there is no easy pill to take. Go to the gym in the morning and go to a boxing gym in the evening. 2-3 hours working out a day.
