what weight is dangerous when deadlifting? i dont want hernias and been wondering. i currently do like 135 kgs.(around 295 lbs i guess) should i add more weights? or im gonna get hernias if i go on like this?pic unrelated
if youre doing low reps high weights and youre not overtraining it like a retard, youre gonna be fine
im doing 5 reps.sometimes 2 sets, sometimes 1, sometimes 3.and doing deadlifts 2 times a week

It depends, just because I can safely dl 500lbs doesn't mean someone else can... you should always use good form, if you compromise form for weight you will injure yourself.
As long as you don't bend your arms and you keep your back tight, you should be fine.I see people bending their arms all the time when they dead, and my biceps cry for them
