/fit/, my arms have absolutely nothing on them. What would you guys recommend I do to beef them up. Only smaller weights at home, no gym membership.

These, and push-ups are good too. Get your girlfriend to lay on your back while you do them. You may get some modest results after a few weeks, perhaps an extra inch of circumference.

I do drink protein shakes after I work out those areas. I have at least seen my gut shrink a bit.
