Hey /fit/

I lost about 40lbs over the past year and am now 150lbs and 6ft give or take a bit. Anyway, is there any exercise that can focus on getting rid of the huge nipples that are now left over?

Pic unrelated since I don't have any images that relate to men's nipples.

Work your chest to... make the nipples conform to an appealing shape. Start with pushups... then hit the gym.

I've been doing sets of push-ups and other exercises I could do around the house.

I was actually thinking of that but it's not as prevalent as what I've seen regarding this. I suppose it could be more acute then what I've seen though.

Hit the gym then and use the machine that targets chest muscles. I had this problem before too, but now there's too much muscle filling that area for any puffiness to fuck around with. It'll probably go away once you're able to comfortably press 100lb or so.

I say use the machine and not the real weights because... I'm a pussy and I use the machine because I only care about aesthetics.

OP, the more fat you lose the more it goes away. I am your weight and height with muscle and have this goddamn pointy sad faced nipples. Decline presses or something could benefit it but isn't very good for later in life because of saggy man boobs. I would say just stick with the incline presses, pushups, and probably some dumbbell flyes (or get some books and lock your arms out, it's all about how how much tension the muscle generates).

So are bodybuilders but every time you see them they are are pushing iron. Stop being a cock jockey and grab some dumbbells if anything.

It's decreased since I've lost the weight so I'm guessing if I keep it up it'll continue to diminish. I was just wondering if I was doing the right exercise to pinpoint it. Thanks.
