Do 30 mins cardio a day. You don't even need to join a gym, just run round the streets, or cycle (as long as it's intensive cycle).
Eat frequently throughout the day to keep your metabolism up, and make sure there's almost zero fat in your diet. This means eating fruit and veg and whole grains.
Improve your body by doing crunches and push ups, also eat protein to build muscle.
