dear /fit/fags, over the last few months i have been trying to lose weight, started at 290 back in june and now im about 265, the problem is that the weight loss seems to have grinded to a sudden halt, i realize that the first few pounds are the easiest but i didnt realize it would essentially grind to a a halt. I dont eat anything bad, the thing i eat the most is cereal which i have 2 or 3 times a day (life cereal, quaker harvest crunch) or some OATMEAL, i try to do my 3 mile walk on my treadmill at least a couple times a week, so my question is this: should i change my diet or run on the tread mill more? my ultimate goal is to be around 210 pounds next june than i wont be such a fat faggot, if anyone has any advice or was in my position once post your experience.picture not related but travis is awesome
