Hey /fit/, wrestling update.I'm the guy who just joined a gym to learn how to wrestle Greco-Roman and freestyle. Today's morning session was extremely intense, we ran for about 30 minutes before we started anything. After the running was done we worked on the "Russian" some more. Learned a few more moves to add-on to that. Then we played a "game", so to speak, where we got on our hands and knees and tried to push each other out of the circle (mind you, this is in a mat room), without standing up. It is a lot harder then it sounds, especially going against fellow heavy-weights.Afterwards, I learned the half-nelson and power-house. They both hurt like a son of a bitch when you have a 300 pound'er on you. Note: we did this in 3 hours, so a lot of reps, and a lot of work.Otherwise, my shirt changed color from sweating so much. I'll keep you guys interested.
