i've been exercising regularly since may and have made some very good progress so far. i want to up the intensity of my workouts per se because i know i can handle a more rigorous workouts than i'm doing now. right now i have an A/B with 14 different weight exercises. i want to change my workout routine to another A/B workout, with ~24 total exercises, and i will be doing them in supersets. i'm looking to put together this new exercise routine and would like some suggestions for exercises to do, especially ones that fit well in supersets. obviously i'd like to cover the whole body, and with 24 different exercises this should be no problem. any suggestions are welcome, and if you're doing a similar routine yourself don't hesitate to post it :)
