I'm going to guess why you're crashing: You consider yourself to be strong, and so you push yourself harder than you should. Because your exercise routine is grueling, you give it up after a few days. After settling into a routine, it should start to feel good and give you energy, not feel like a punishment.
Slow down. It's better to do half the work consistently than twice the work for a few days and quitting.
