Godly Grip Lekar'
Today i've desided to by my self a tougher Grip Trainer... I can barely flex the damn thing though :( It has 65kg... 145 pound resistance

It's my goal to have an awesomely powerful gripping strength :) Even though i go to gym 3 times per week i do it for the MUSSLE. But for my grip i want Godly strength.

I wander how much resistance i need to grip, to be able to crush a person's forearm (like in Gantz) that would be awesome :)

Honestly, you'll probably get a stronger grip from heavy lifts, grip strength is involved in nearly all of them.

well yeah, but when you do strong lifts, your forearm is stressed isometrically... so it's kinda not as good.

On a good day, I can crush a raw potato (How I did it? No idea sry).

I can't break arms like that, though I can hurt people a lot with gripping.

don't get a fingerboard unless you know what the fuck you are doing, it's a grade A way to injure, rupture, bowstring your pulley tendons. I ruptured 3 tendons in my right hand on a finger board because I didn't warm-up properly and now I'm out of climbing and lifting for about 4-6 months, it fucking hurts to squeeze those foam stress balls.

fingerboards are great, but seriously never think you can do more your tendons will thank you

Heavy gripper work isn't fake, it does work but there are simpler methods of getting grip strength.
