Bite the bullet, go to the gym.
Start eating 3500+ calories, tell your parents you want more food like chicken, fish, beef, vegies, potatos, rice etc
Eat atleast 200 grams of protein, if that means 2 litres of milk a day aswell as protein shakes, then get 2 litres of milk and protein shakes (Milk's a great way to increase calorie and protein intake).
Aside from that, the program that would suite you is called west side for skinny bastards, you NEED it.
Ignore the kettlebell's and the idiot who has to say red, white and pink and "toning" (bet you he has no idea what muscle tone actually reffers to) but he's right about the muscle fiber breakdown, what he doesn't understand is XBOXHUEG builders are predominantly "white" (slow twitch) it's all sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, most of their rep ranges are over 10, the big fat dudes who lift the earth of the universe type of people, are the ones with alot of slow twitch (red).
