Depends on how you view running. I dont do it right now, but my view is to be setting goals to reach X distance in Y time and improve on it, or just generally running because i enjoy it.

Skating can be fun and isn't as bad on the joints as jogging. Just keep your heart rate up and make the workout worth something. Don't go for a leisurely stroll like the loli in the pic is.

I did skating for a while since it was a lot more fun than running. The only problem with skating is that if you're unmotivated, it's easy to let yourself glide like a faggot.

I see it all the time on the trail where i live, people in exercise garb just gliding on bikes and skates. Probably the same fags who come on /fit/ and wonder why what they are doing isn't working.
