hey /fit/, I'm in need of some cardio-related breathing help

Last night and tonight during the end of my cardio I noticed whatever I breathe through my mouth with was getting 'tight', and I couldn't finish my nightly run. I usually do 5-6 nights a week, only a mile (I'm trying to get into shape), and since I only have an exercise bike and no access to a gym, I don't want to be stuck on that bike since it was too fucking boring.

Help, please? What should I do? I don't want to be handicapped by this problem, I really enjoy running.

If you really enjoy running you'd stop being a fag and run more than 1 mile. That's 4 laps on a track nigga. That's warmup.
On a serious note, run only 5 days a week. Mix it up. Do a long run the beginning of the week. Intervals the second. a regular run the third. fartlek on the forth and a fast run on the last day.
Seriously though, run more than 1 mile and at 8 minutes per mile. quit being a faggot.

I don't run on a track, it's sidewalks and uneven all around.
