WiiFit personal opinion thread Anonymous
I've been training with wiifit the last week and while I haven't seen any weight changes (which would be strange as I'm 140-150lbs) I think the muscle workout is efficient and motivating enough for me to keep using it. In the beginning it feels really unsatisfying and short but as you continue to train you can unlock more exercises and reps.

I'm not sure if most of the Yoga exercises make any sense but I guess I'll just do them anyway.

As for the aerobic exercises I only do 20 minutes of jogging while watching tv and occasionally some hulla hooping, the other exercises seem pointless and I'm not doing them.

I think Balance games are entirely useless for your fitness and I only do a few because they are kind of fun.

In the end you pay almost 100 bucks for something to motivate you do exercises that can be done without it. You likely don't need it if you think a video game can't motivate you or you can find the motivation yourself.

Why spend 3 dollars on a plastic hoop when you can spend 250 dollars on a wii

wii is made for the japanese and non-americans.

on other words, its made for people who are already in good shape, aren't fat, and want to do some athletic workout every day.

americans are the only people who seem to believe that you have to bust your ass 2 hours a day to stay in shape.

the rest of the world lives longer from wakling and eating healthy lol

According to my physio, the Wii fit is actually a brilliant substitute for a wobble board - it's not going to make you lose tens of kilos or end up looking like Ronnie, but it will improve your core stability and leg posture.

If it cost £20 instead of £90 and I already had a Wii, I'd buy one.

stfu americunt, everywhere else kilos is short for kilograms, and Ks is short for kilometres, so we don't get them confused.

Truth. They have one at the place I did physio at for a while. But it was basically only newly operated people that got to go on it :(

I love the Wii Fit, but then again 85% of my use is balance exercises... Jogging I like outdoors, Muscle exercises I like in a gym, and so on...
