Good day /fit/,
there was a thread where people discussed muscle "tone exercise" which involved from 20-30 reps per set. I usually do 5-10 reps with heavier loads. What will this "toning" give me?

toning will give your body muscular defination, so the buldge of the muscles will stick out,
as for the amount of reps you do in a set, do medium weights/high reps means the body is able to endure muscluar strength for a longer period of time...

if it isn't...keep doing 5-10 reps, 20-30 won't give you anything
