How important is something like this? I have no problems converting to whole foods.. but, with my work and school schedule, I just dont get the chance to eat that often - I generally have to skip breakfast, eat a big lunch and a late dinner ><
Do I need to find a way to schedule to eat in a healthier way for a "get into shape" routine? or is that only for the muscle/body builder types?
