So, I recently lost a significant amount of muscle mass and fat to not eating, dumb. I still can flex and see my muscles, like biceps, calves, and all. I started to notice them wasting so I decided it's time to eat, yes, save the spiel. Anyways, I'm 6'4 and 200lbs. I started at 224lbs. I calculated my caloric needs to be about 2200 calories a day, but how many should I start eating now given the fact that I'm thinner in terms of not only fat but muscle as well.

Tips?

I assume an extra 500 calories a day to help with gain the weight back.

Nono, I'm not trying to gain the weight back. I want to pretty much maintain what I have now until I can start working out over the summer. I was eating 800-1300cals/day prior.
I wanted to eat my maintenance dose to keep the same weight, but idk what that is now because I prolly fucked up my metabolism.
