Need Help With Weightloss (I'm a guy)

That picture is not me either =)

Alright so, I've got a bit of a stomach on me now. I'm 6'1, about 160-180 (Haven't weighed myself in a while).

I don't really have any noticable fat anywhere else other then my stomach. It's nothing big or massive, there's just a bit there, and I want it gone.

So, I've done a couple things, but I need some opinions on it.

1) I'm taking two "Total One Multi Vitamin and Mineral Sport" and "Omega-3 Fish Oil Blend". The first is labeled as "Sports supplement to support peak performance and energy production" and the other is labeled as "Supports Healthy Heart and Brain Function".

2) I'm walking an hour every two days, and when I go to the gym three times a week, I go on the treadmill, jog for 15 minutes, then walk for an hour. A few times a week I play Squash for an hour or a bit more.

3) Oh, and I drink two cups of tea a day. I have fruit tea, and Organic Green tea.

belly fat is harder to shed to than fat from the rest of your body. there's a chemical in it (forget name) that makes it harder for the body to break down this fat, so it goes last.

WebMD says eat whole grains (oatz):
http://www.webmd.com/diet/features/the-truth-about-belly-fat

It may be no one really knows the answer yet. No "atkins" discovery for belly fat has been made. am i wrong?

You're eating way too much, and way too many empty calories. Many granola bars have a ton of processed sugar and the sauce in your wraps most likely have a ton of calories too. Eat salads and grilled chicken, only drink water or some milk for protein, no white bread only 100% whole wheat, and just be conscious of what you're eating.

Okay, I can try to eat more salads (Is italian dressing on it okay?) but I can't grill chicken.

What other meals for dinner can I have?

and what should I 100% avoid?

What about purchasing meat from a deli?

Like, buying smoked meat or salami, then making a sandwich (whole wheat bread, and mustard)

Dressings usually have a lot of calories in them, upwards of 150. Look for something that says "low calorie" specifically (they usually taste good, go figure) and you should be fine. Interestingly, for sandwiches, mustard has no calories.

I think some oatmeal is better. That fiber is really a benefit.
