What does /fit/ think of my routine?

15 minute jog
10 minute stretching

Bench Press/Bent Over Row 3x8
Shoulder Press/ Lat Pull-down 3x10
Upright Row/ Dips 3x10
Lateral Raise/ Front Raise 3x15
Squat/ Calf Raises 3x20
Leg Extension/Leg Curl 3x15
Reverse Curls/ Triceps Push-down 2x25
Weight Sit-Ups/ Band Punches 3x20
Side Bends/ Hyper Extensions 3x25
Neck Bridges 2x2 minutes

replace lat pull-down with chin-ups, the wider the better


this seems like too many exercises. leg extensions and curls are useless, especially if you're doing squats. i'd say the only ones you really need here are BP, bent rows, press, dips, squats, calf raises if you feel you must, and weighted sit-ups (if by sit-ups you mean crunches)
