Needs bigger pecs to balance out the arms, better defined six-pack and a bigger lat muscle. Nice work on the upper arms.

I can't find any pics before i started weights, but within the 1 and a half years of lifting I've only gained 15 kgs, but I reckon if I was more disciplined I would gain a lot more.

pretty good.

good delts and arm development. need more chest. try decline bench (dumbells or barbells). your lats could use some work it looks like.

your traps are on the way but more upright rows will help. during the lift, don't move your elbows above your shoulders. the transition from deltoid to trap looks a bit smooth but can catch up quickly.

The second pic was from awhile ago, my lats are alot better now, but it's my chest. It's so hard to gain anything there, my equipment is pretty shit as well. I've only got 65 kgs worth of weights and a stone age bench, the thing that holds the barbell can't be adjusted so I can only do wide grip presses.
