I'm having some problems getting my stomach to be flat. I'm thin, do HIIT 3 times a week and swim on the days that I don't. But my stomach still sticks out like I'm pregnant...I can hold it in and make it look completely flat, but as soon as I relax its like theres a baloon under my skin. When I tense my abs it still sticks out quite a bit though. Theres no fat there, no love handles or anything so I don't know whats wrong.Anyone else have this? What can I do?
I have the same issue but that's attributed to scoliosis that causes the protrusion.

I have lordosis. Have 6 pack but it curves outwards because of lumbar curvature, especially the lower abs. When I don't flex my stomach looks fat. Shitsux.
