Hey /fit/
Around a year ago I weighed 15stone, at 5"10 and 17years old, that's pretty wrong, am I right?

Since then I've cut out junk food and fizzy drinks entirely, and started lifting weights, running and cycling.

Diet:-
Breakfast- Big ass bowlof porridge with raisons, with 2 pints of water.
Lunch- couscous/pasta/jacket potato, with salad and a source of lean protein (chicken, fish etc)
Dinner-Brown rice, steamed veg and a lean protein source.
Snacks- Fruits and nuts.

I also take maximuslce cyclone after my workout session.

Session includes-
3x12 Rows
