Do you have a job? You're going to need money to improve your diet and metabolism. It won't be expensive, but you'll be looking to drop about 100-150$ more then usual on groceries a month.
Use the BMR to find your needed calorie intake and create a deficiency of 200 calories. If you stop eating shitty food, it'll be a lot easier then you think.
IF you've got access to no normal equipment, get two milk jugs and a sang bag, fill them with sand. There are some basic weights that can be used in a bodyweight regime.
