sup fit

I recently lost about 15-16 lbs in less than 2 weeks so I could squeek by the maximum weight requirement for the navy. The last couple of days I literally starved myself and kept running. I'm eating normally now (although I eat much less, I guess my stomach shrank), but whenever I run, my right shin and ankle hurt so much that I have to stop after a hundred yards or so. It's kept up for the past week, will this go away or do I need to seek medical attention? Will good shoes fix it?

It happened to me that after losing a lot of weight, my muscles hurt a lot when walking or shit. It means you need some kind of vitamin suplement.

You shouldn't be asking a bunch of internet trolls about your problems...either you tough it out like most people will tell you anyways or you go see a doctor and get a real solution..fact is we have no idea what else might be wrong with you while some of us MIGHT actually know whats wrong...thus professional help is needed for you if you dont just wanna ignore it

Potassium deficiency. You've been starving yourself. Try eating a couple of bananas. Hell, in the military, they tell you to eat a couple of them for dinner so your legs won't hurt when you run.

Also, you probably have a fat deficiency, which can cause your ligaments and joints pain. Eat a bit of peanut butter every day.

And finally, do you stretch before you run? If not, those two factors will be magnified.

In short, eat better and stretch.

I've never posted on fit before.

Fat deficiency in my diet you mean? Because I certainly don't have a bodily deficiency. But that looks like sound advice, so thanks.

Switch to a vegan diet for two weeks and report back.

Aye a fat deficiency in your diet. Peanut butter, nuts or fish tend to have the right kind of fats for joint protection.
