Hey /fit/
Last night, I sprained my ankle rather badly. Doctor's estimation is that I won't be able to put full weight on it for a week, but generally I've sprained them before and been walking in about four days. It's great because I got some codeine for my "pain". but that's another issue. My question is this: how is this going to affect my regime? I'll post my schedule in the next post to make it easier.

Okay.
Sunday:
Bench, 5x5
Roman Chair Sit-ups 3x10 (Arms behind head)
Decline Sit-ups 3x10 (Arms behind head)
5x5 Pull-ups
5x5 Close-grip pullups
5x5 Skullcrushers

Tuesday
5x5 SQUATZ:
3x10 Roman Chair Sit-ups
which I generally superset with
5x5 Press
5x5 Power Clean

Thursday:
5x5 Squats,
5x5 Bench,
5x5 Deadlifts.
3x10 Hammer Curls.

I'm 6 foot 2 and about 70kgs. On Tuesday and Thursday nights I have soccer training, which is generally light-heavy cardio depending on coaches' mood, and Saturday is a game which varies in intensity.
Anything I'm not working hard enough, /fit/? Not enough SQUATZ?

Ian Curtis tripfag name is one of those that is actually not fail. I bet you think Dragonforce is better than Joy Division.

Well, your feet don't move when you squat, so other than that, I don't see why you can't do your full workout

What do you mean? Placing any sort of weight on my ankle at the moment is pretty painful, I was thinking I could maybe do pullups, curls, some crunches, maybe bench, but press, squat and deadlift are out, most likely. Does /fit/ agree? Will this cause more harm than good?

It hurts to put weight on it? give it a few days, and you should be ok to walk on it, so deadlifting would be ok.

I squatted after I rolled my ankle, and I was ok, you just have to make sure your ankle says in a strong position, and doesn't move left or right.

Please reword your statement so it is comprehensible for those of us with a general understanding of English.

Do it by feel though. If shit isn't working with light weight, then don't bother pushing it.
