OATZ Anonymous
Alright my /fit/ niggas...i just bought some...yeap..you guessed it...OATZ

Came back from the gym after a killer shoulder workout, thought I would check out the grocery store for some oatz.

I bought a bag of 100% rolled oats. Gonna try them in the morning. How do rolled oatz compared to other kinds? It was either get the rolled oatz or get the quaker instant oatmeal, which for some reason had more vitamins.

This is not a troll or anything btw

you should eat meat after a workout, not oatz

Are people starting to take people who yell OATZ seriously? This is fucking sad. They aren't a miracle food.

I love me some protein. Probably not the best, but one of my favorites after a workout is a grilled chicken breast or two.

Rolled oats = steamed and flattened. That's a fair bit of processing, which equals nutrition loss. Go for organic steel-cut oats. The nutrition is superior, and the taste is so much better, it like comparing Wonderbread to baguette.

I eat my oats every morning like this:

50:50 rolled outs/steel cut with a few sultanas - I make a big batch each week - and milk. I eat them cold/uncooked with brown sugar.

I crap like clockwork at about 9 o'clock - best thing ever.
