Bug eating for proteins Anonymous
I'm tired of tuna and i started to read about bug eating, it seems that a serving of caterpillars (100gr) has 28.2 gr of proteins. And a serving of large spiders would have 63 gr of proteins!

So, is this info accurate? Has anybody tried it? How does it taste? Where could i buy insects?

You're really desperate, aren't you?

afaik the only reasonable insect to eat are crickets. they are loaded with proteins, easy to get (pet shops sell them as lizard food) and apparently they taste like peanuts.
