I'm a heavy male on a weight loss plan.

I've lost about 25 lbs so far and I'd like to continue losing more. However, most of the plans I've followed involve too few calories or too many.

Is there any way to figure exactly how many calories I should consume per day in order to continue losing 2 lbs per week or so and not feel like shit everyday?

Yes there is, dipshit.

It's the reason a lot of people don't follow their diet and exercise plans. They are told to eat damn near nothing, especially not anything nutritional and they quit because they constantly feel like shit.

TLDR; gb2/b/

I prefer sparkpeople.com for diet plans. They'll tell you how many calories to eat and how much cardio you're supposed to get to lose 2 lbs each week (in fact, it won't let you lose any more than that.) Pretty much does all the calculating work for you.
