Hi thar /fit/

I come to you asking something that might seem impossible.

I am 6'2", my current weight is 194 pounds, i'd say im medium framed.

I have this legg calve perthes thing, as a consequence of it, im developing early arthritis in my left hip and i can't walk long distances anymore.

I havent been doing any activity to keep myself active because i can't walk, jog or run and there are no pools near here.

What can i do at home in order to keep my cardiovascular system healthy and avoid getting fat because of the lack of physical activity?.

As a side note, i tryied to cut fats and eat slightly smaller portions and i took my body to a fucking starvation state, im trying to get out of here but its a bit difficult since i can't do much physical activities to acelerate my metabolism and most of the time im not hungry.

Halp please ;_;

Also, i know that the way out of starvation state is by eating, but i wouldnt like to gain fat in the process

Fuck you, op. Get out of the god damn 80's/90's and accept that fat, the macronutrient, is not the fucking devil. You NEED it.

Eat 6 meals a day. I don't know how many calories you need to maintain your weight, that's your job. I'm sure you can figure that out and then divide it by 6. I fucking hope so.

I know its not the fucking devil but its readily available as hell where i live.

I know i need it and i do eat it in some meals, but somewhere in time i screwed it by eating less.

I guess it also has to do with a fucking girl who left me thinking all the god damn time about her, it started around that time. Somedays i felt so fucking bad (psychologically) that i would not get hungry at all.
