ok /fit/

So i was doing leg press yesterday and i felt a sharp pain in my back. So I did the rest of my work for the day and went home. Usual day, didn't think of the pain after I originally felt it.

So today while I was doing curls, My back started to hurt again. This time the pain stayed and I couldn't finish my workouts (It was that bad). So, Now I am having trouble leaning to the right or kind of far back. The pain is on the mid-left side of my back.

So, torn tendon or pulled muscle? Should I do my shoulder day tomorrow? Or let it rest for the rest of the week?

if it was a torn tendon, you would've probably been on the floor in pain. probably a pinched nerve or a pulled muscle. just take it easy on your back th enext few days.

If you were lifting 900lbs on ANYTHING, you would not be on /fit/ asking for advice. OP is a failure AND a liar.

AFAIK the leg press is a leg exercise, so how the hell did you injure your back?

PROTIP - many hip muscles that aid in leg movement ARE connected to the back... and are easy to fuck up

I used to do about that much back when I was in the navy, never hurt anything.

As everyone else said, you fail.
