Gentlemen of /fit/....

Ive already got a low body fat percentage and a bit of muscle (nothing big but i dont look weak) from my dancing and job, but i dont work out.

Would doing a few sets of different exercises every day, like pushups, crunches, pullups or anything else for 15-30 minutes, have any noticeable effect on my strength or muscle size if i was consistant in doing it.

Are there more effective ways to do a daily or regular workout without gym equipment that is simple and will actually build strength and muscle size? I'm already fit cardio-wise and want to buff up.

I also have a pair of dumbells but they only go up to like 10kg each.

Thank you for your time...
