/fit/ Is pure fruit juice good for you or has it got too much sugar?
they all have a ridiculous amount of sugar, some have more than otherslimit yourself, you should be drinking mainly water anyways
Poor irl Donatello.
Raphael's should be the same as Donatello's, and Michaelangelo should be 50/50. If you want pure fruit juice, might as well get it from the source yourself.
Cranberry juice is too fucking sweet, I always water it down.
just eat the fucking fruit, and drink water seperately.
Pure fruit should be once in a while, luxury treat, not something someone continuous sips at while sitting at his computer. So no, you won't get any justification to drink it, at least from me
eat foods as close to their natural state is possible. You cannot fail with this method. Everything else is propaganda bullshit
I eat a ton of fruit and I don't get fat from the sugar, and all I do is lift 3 times a week. But then again, everyone is different so if you're really worried just drink it and see if it has negative effects.
The best way to "drink" fruit is:1. Get fruit2. Get blender3. Blend fruit4. ???5. Profit!
>>139377This is very true. Not only are you not adding unnecessary sugar and crap, you're getting all the natural nutrients that are lost in juices (fiber, for example).
I usually have half a glass of Naked orange juice with breakfast each morning, it's way too rich to drink much of it, but is much more convenient than peeling a couple of orange before going to work.I think that juice is perfectly fine, if drunk moderately and sparingly. Too much of anything isn't good for you.
>>139381>>139377Use a juicer. Blenders are not meant to juice things well. Blenders are pretty pointless in general. All you need is a juicer and a food processors, since a FP is vastly superior to a basic blender in every possible way.
>>139396Make you don't put it on the setting that gets rid of the skin though. Fiber = lost.
>>139396Half of /fit/ uses blenders every day to make protein shakes. But that is about all they are good for.
>>139467Yes, that's pretty much the extent of it. Mine can't handle too much in the way of oats/PB/berries. Kinda sucks.
