bad eating habits Anonymous
Hey, /fit/.
I don't necessarily think I have bad eating habits (maybe I'm just in denial), but I've noticed I have huge shifts in appetite regularly. Some days I'll only eat a snack bar, other days I feel like I'm stuffing myself.
I'm wondering if this is psychological or if my body's trying to tell me something?
