You mean more water/liquid (I use skim milk actually, is that bad?) = more effective protein uptake? I usually down a glass of water afterwards with my lunch too. This is all after I do some light lifting at the gym, btw.

Actually it tastes kind of good! I have chocolate whey -- it's like those chocolate oranges from easter if you've ever had one. I mean it's not great but, eh.
