Sup /fit/, I come to this board maybe once or twice a week, Im sure this gets asked often. Sorry.So I am 5'4, 190 pounds, and female. I'm looking to drop a decent amount of weight before I start college in spring. I have the exercising stuff down, but one thing I'm completely lost on is food. I know no soda or fast food as a basic, but I never really eat that stuff anyway.What is okay(or not) to eat? inb4 SQUATZ.
