Sup /fit/, I've been taking a giant multivitamin and some zinc every morning for the last few days, usually after breakfast, and generally before my workout/whey shake. For some reason today I decided to take my (rather large) multivitamin when I got out of bed, before eating, and roughly 5 minutes later I was vomiting up water in the bathroom. Is this normal? Should people vomit after eating one of these things without food?

Drinking water on an empty stomach (read before you eat breakfast) is usually a bad idea. I tend to feel nauseous when I do it. Don't do it.
just to add to the anecdotal evidence.. I tried eating several supplemental pills on an empty stomach once... It didn't like it at all. Pain. Lasted a while, 30 minutes - 1 hour etc.. I always eat with food now.
