Well /fit/, I'm in serious need for a good weight training routine. I have been browsing websites but havent found anthing.
Have any suggestions for a routine?

What do you mean by "good"?

Do you want to lose fat? Build muscle? Train for a specific event / sport?

http://www.exrx.net/Lists/WorkoutMenu.html has templates that you can fill in, also some folks have had great success following the advice in Starting Strength. It all hinges on what your goals are though.

I mean a good routine as in to gain strength and size. And not for a sport/event.
