I started working out around a month ago, and I am not really seeing any results, and I also have lost 10 pounds.
I haven't noticed anything in my body, I look the same. I get a lot of protein, and I know I have a fast metabolism, ( I can never gain weight. )
So wtf?

That's a shitty workout and worthless for building muscle.

Do 5 reps and 5 sets of everything, and lift as HEAVY and SLOW as possible. You should be lifting so heavy that 5 reps is the max you can do per set.

To build muscle you have to fucking DESTROY the muscles you want to build. Make sure that you are absolutely certain that you couldn't possibly do another set before you leave the gym.

If you want results faster then you should also drink a protein drink immediately after your workout.

Depends on your body and metabolism. Everyone's different, but if you don't see results after 3 months you might want to look at your routine and diet again.
