Trying to get xbox huge. bulking right now. 5'8", 175-180lbs. I'm at around 11-13% bodyfat right now. Trying to get to 190 lbs. natural, 200+ with juice (yes, the right way). Would that look freaky (guys)? Would that be a turn off (girls)?

I'd suggest staying there or getting to 190 then dropping to 8-9% bodyfat, that would probably be healthiest and not look like a freak.

This is all assuming you don't have some reason to do that like you are planning on going professional or becoming a weird model of some kind.

I'm a straight guy, so I'll give you some commentary without being prejudiced by lust.

First, I'd say you're more around 16% body fat than your guess of 13%-11%. You have love handles, and it isn't the obliques, because it's too round and pudgy looking. People often do underestimate their bodyfat.

As for girls, you are already not a skinny dude, so the girls that like you will already be into more muscular types. Taking that up a notch won't turn any of those kind off... until you begin cutting to 4% bodyfat for a competition. Girls never have a sense for how muscular a guy is and associate "too muscular" with "ripped and vascular". We both know that the more we cut, the weaker we really are.

In short, maybe go down to a real 8% bodyfat, and then bulk a little more upto a real 11% and you'd be way more impressive to guys, while not being any grosser to women that don't demand that pussy emo shit.

Impedance is very picky about hydration, because that is what is changing the impedance of the fat compared to muscle: the higher hydration of fat tissue. It's best taken in the morning, before drinking, I believe.

But you look pretty good in that picture, i assume your bulking or just eating a normal diet or something, your bf% doesnt look that high but you can tell its there still. Your chest and arms are lagging a little behind, but it's not too noticeable. Just do what makes you happy. Anything larger than what you're at, and the mainstream "attractiveness" will decline, but you'll still look good. Over 200 will probably start looking ridiculous though. Unfortunately modeling is wholly focused on height and face. Being more muscular will help you get swimsuit and suit gigs, but as far as clothes goes (more money, easier to get by far) they look for 6'+ and less lats and a slim figure.

Try some straight-legged deadlifts to shore up your lower back, whatever you like for triceps, and some wrist curls for your forearms. Stay where you are now and cut maybe 7-10 lbs. and see how it looks from there.
