Alright /fit/, thinfag here.
I was wondering how i could put together some sort of list or table of the foods i eat and then adjust as necesarry to put on weight (a lot easier said than done for me). Keep in mind this is coming from a man who doesn't know the difference between a calorie and a carbohydrate, so maybe some software could assist this process...

Alright, I think you should go on the powerlifter's diet.

At its most basic, it comes to: If you can kill it, or grow it, eat it. And eat a lot of it.

I'd say the things you can kill are good for after working out, and the things you can grow are good before.
