I bike about 10 miles every day and I am unsatisfied with my leg muscles. How do I get to the point where I can kick peoples' heads off? Also, what are some good techniques for avoiding dehydration/hyperthermia? Aside from water, hurrrrrrr

If you want to learn to kick people, go to a kickboxing gym.

You can avoid dehydration/hyperthermia by not using your muscles, staying in the shade, dressing lightly, consuming electrolytes, or killing yourself.

Don't bike 10 miles. Sprint.

Also bicep CURLZ

Biking isn't going to build your leg muscles. Squats and deadlifts with heavy weights will.

Here's something everybody needs to understand about muscles: training for strength (using progressive increment of weight) builds strength; training for endurance builds endurance.

tl;dr biking for 10 miles every day makes you good at biking for a long time, not kicking heads off

tl;dr² SQUATS
