Puffy nipples.
Anyone else have them? I'm 19 and I fear they will not go away. They can be seen clearly while wearing a t-shirt. Im thinkin of starting to tape them. I've also lost some weight and built up my upper body muscles but seen no improvement. This shit really wrecks my self-esteem. Any help or anyone with this same problem? What could I do?

can be due to hormonal issues during puberty.
Give it some time and relax.

you are not alone. i had serious issue with it until i got a nice girlfriend.

no advice for you though.

Don't worry about it. It's pretty common and probably doesn't look as bad as you think.

Shit happens during puberty and usually stays there. I have them too, but no one notices them even without my shirt. Heres a tip though. If you dont pay any attention to them, other people wont give a shit.

Keep building the pec muscles though, thats what im doing.

ive got em too and i was also wondering, i was really hoping building my upper body would help but im scared they wont get away

I started an exercise regime a couple weeks ago and the more I think about, I realize that I just want these stupid puffy nipples to go away. I would rather them go away then me lose the weight I wanted to lose. Id be fine with my current body state if it wasnt for these.

Well, there is always plastic surgery...I actually have a friend who had x box huge man tits and was truly a noticeable problem for him.

Had surgery and he's now proud to have a strait back.

Puffy nipple are caused from body-fat.

Lose the bodyfat, lose the puff.

It's that simple.

I feel exactly the same way. I'm in pretty decent shape, but what kills my self esteem is this problem. I'd never wear a shirt if I had normal nipples, but one of them a lot bigger than the other.

Any anons have this go away after cutting down on body fat almost completely?

If it's glandular it won't go away. I have asymmetrical gyno too, but really dude unless it's really bad I wouldn't worry about it. No one notices but you.

You'll never be normal, I recommend you do the world a favour and prevent anyone from having to see your disgusting nipples ever again.
Your hideous

If all the nipples in OP pic are what you consider "puffy nipples", I can't believe you really think you have anything to worry about

It's not a big deal at ALL

I'm surprised it bothers you, srsly

I'm 23. I have slightly puffy nipples. I got them around 13-14.

Since then I've lost 40 pounds and I still have puffy nipples. I am pretty skinny right now (I wear mostly smalls) and I still have fucking puffy nipples.

I am going to try one last cutting cycle. If they dont go away then I'm getting plastic surgery.

Having puffy nipples is such a mind fuck. They make wearing a t-shirt alone horrible. It's a fucking shame to invest so much time in your body and have to wear button-ups/hoodies every where to block the mini bulges.

This is how I feel as well. I dont even want to wear t-shirts anymore and Im not even fat. Its a pain in the ass.

I remember when I was a little kid, I had these pointy nipples which were very visable through my T-shirt.

I got alot of laughs about it, and since I was a kid I actually taped them and it worked a treat lol.

After I grew up a little more, my chest and shoulders expanded and the nipple shit went away.

Dude, the feeling sucks, and the only proven solution is a $3,000 surgery.

So you have to ask yourself is that the best way you can enjoy $3000?

You could have $3000 work of electronics or $3000 in a new wardrobe.

I would say its worth it.

why would big nipples bother you?
who the fuck cares?
or do you have actual tits?

Not big, puffy. They stick out of the shirt. Its like having two cotton balls on top of your nipples all day.

Do anything you can before getting the actual surgery. Shit makes you look like Frankenstein's monster.

Do nipples like in the second picture correct themselves upon losing one's man tits?
>> Anonymous
Just get your nips pierced. Then you will have that excuse as to why your shirt has little bulges.

Nope, 6' and 130 lbs. and I still have slightly puffy nips.
>> Anonymous
no one notices mine.

I always connected it to weight loss though as i lost alot of weight prior to developing them.

tl;dr

stop fapping so often

I'm probably at 15~ body fat, if I cut down more will they get smaller?

I developed puffy nipples somewhere during adolescence...13 through 14, maybe. Apparently the problem is caused by irregular hormonal distribution during maturation. In other words, the problem could have been prevented if I had never gotten fat. I've lost nearly 80 pounds since I've decided to lose weight, but the puffy nipples are still there. I doubt they'll go away. Shit sucks...you invest so much time into your body to look good and you have the fucking will and dedication to achieve your goals, but this one aspect of your body just won't change, regardless of all your dedication and hard work. People don't really notice if the rest of your body looks good, though...but it's still a self-esteem killer
