I need to slim my thighs down.
I take dance, so I've got some muscle, but definitely some fat too.
What exercises should I do?
I heard running is no good, but I'm not sure.

i used to run alot and i got huge quads so yeah running might not do you good. i think the elliptical machines might do you good, all the girls in my gym do it and they have sexy ass legs.

anon means that you can't exercise just a part of your body. When you lose fat or whatever, your whole body is. No such thing as "targeting" an area.
