yo /fit/...its that time of year again

my metabolism caves in on itself during ramadan, and i always end up gaining wait. i do late night excercises so i can drink water, any other tips?

Eat fruit and/or meat right after fajr. Drink if you feel like it but you'll need the liquid since ramadan is catching some summer weather this time around.

If it's possible exercise before sunrise and then eat. You would probably have to change your sleep schedule a bit but it works for me.
