Alright /fit/, I need your help.

I'm an average sized male, 6'0" around 175 lbs and I would say that I am rather slim.

However, there is this slight flab around my abdomen and I've decided to take up jogging/running to try and shed it off. It's not unsightly, but it bothers me personally.

Any tips on eating habits and or running lengths/times?

Except 5'8 and 128 lbs.

If its on the lower part of your abs, you shouldnt be running ...the way to work it off would be any abdominal exercises isolating leg movements.... sit ups and crunches wont cut it

1.)take a somewhat sharp meat knife
2.)expose fatty area and rub for upto 5 minutes.
3.)slice off fat.

That's what I figured, so should I just worry about my diet and go on life like I usually do?

Also, I'm not a very nit-picky either, so I have a feeling that cleaning up what I eat would do some serious help.
