poorfag here. I need to lose some weight+gain muscle. Can't afford gym/weights. The buying healthy food is enough a strain on my budget. Should I get some sand in a bag and start lifting it? Or glue some bricks together?

also, I'm 6'1" what's my ideal weight? I googled, and I'm getting ranges from 165-189.

Im also 6'1. When I weighed 165 I was skinny. I plan on weighing a lean 210. Once I get there, I'll probably want more though. Im 200lbs now. Get a fucking better job or something, how can you not afford equipment? its really not all that expensive. Gym membership is what? 30-40 bucks a month?
