/fit/, I'm fat.
I've been working on it for years, but I'm still fat. I play Hockey like 5 times a week for an hour or more, I'm going to play JV Lacrosse, (underage B&), and I play football. Tell me what I need to cut out of my diet. I eat 3 base meals and no snacks or any shit.

Eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day and drink about 3 or 4 litres of water a day. Both speed up metabolism.

If you don't want to do even more exercise, you gotta cut the meal sizes down. Just altering the meal contents will do nothing.
