Hey /fit/

So I've been trying to lose weight but I've been stuck at 208 lbs for a whole year now. Nomatter how much I work out or slack, nothing changes. What should I do?

you aren't trying hard enough lol

Interval training if you haven't. Lifting, low carb diets (healthy, natural low carbs diets ie mostly meats, and try wild meats). Use fish oil in higher doses than you are probably used to, multiple times a day.

HIIT and a high protein diet makes it nearly impossible to plateau until you reach insanely fit levels. That's the beautiful thing about HIIT, the only way it doesn't get harder (thus maintaining a level of progression with your fitness) is if you aren't doing it hard enough.

If you're just trying to lose weight, switch up your routine a little bit. For example, if you've been jogging 30 minutes every other day, switch to all out running or add ankle weights. Also, chances are your metabolic needs have changed since you started losing weight. Recalculate your BMR and see how much you should be eating. Remember that 3500cal = 1lb of fat.

Other than that, try harder.

Hey, I have one of those pokemon. Nice OP!

Change to a better diet, run (if you're an experienced runner - HIIT), walk if you can't run for some unknown fucking reason. SQUATZ.
