Stick man Anonymous
Hi fit. Accidentally clicked here awhile ago, but now that i know you exist i was wondering if you could help me out.

I'm a 19 year old male, 6' 2" and 135 lbs. I am quite literally a stick. I think it's because my metabolism kicks ass, because i eat more than my friends and they all weigh more than i do.

Any ideas on how to gain weight? Pick related because it's what a diagram of me looks like.

Eat more. When you're full, eat through it. Feel sick after eating so much? Eat through that too. If you're keeping it down, you're doing it right.

Whole milk, starches, meats. Get some exercise too. Lift weights. Lurk more for links.

With a high metabolism you need to eat like a monster. The more you can stuff yourself with the better, but try to stick with stuff with alot of protein. On top of that, go do weight lifting and any other muscle-building activities at a gym and even more, drink protein shakes as>>108496suggested.

I'm 6'2" and 150lbs. I was 140 last year. I know what you mean. Try focusing on smaller meals if you can. 5-6 smaller meals a day are much easier to take down than 3 huge ones.

Also, another tip, if you're working on a big meal and starting to feel sick from getting full, all you have to do is take a minute, a sip of water, and get back to it. Gotta push through it.

I know what you mean, I'm 19 and just last year I only weighed 55kgs at 6ft.
Basically, if you eat that much, all it will do is fuck your digestion up, you won't store more because you have an epicly fast metabolism.

Do what I've been doing, eat a fair bit of protein, 3 meals a day, plenty of carbs. Ditch cardio all together for now, it won't do you shit. Start out by joining a gym and DON'T push yourself straight away. You'll just hurt a lot, get disheartened and give up.

In half a year, I've gained about 5kgs (I was lazy with it at first) and people can tell these days I'm pretty much only muscle and bone, and only getting bigger.
If I can do it, so can you.

5 to 6 small meals a day is good if you want to LOSE weight. It speeds up your metabolism, it would just be a set back.

Eat 3 meals a day OP, 4 at the most. Protein + SQUATZ.

When I was a teenager I was 140 lbs and 6' 2". Now that i'm in my twenties, I'm 205 lbs and 6' 3". Eat tons of fucking food, even if you hate it. After a month you will get used to it and within three months you will have gained plenty of weight. Then start lifting weights. Persistence and actually doing it instead of thinking about it is key. Also, stop masturbating.

Oh, all you guys suck. I'm 18 and weigh 347 pounds as of yesterday. Doctor says I have the metabolism of a 63 year old man. He says if I eat just one meal a day for the rest of my life I will be 600 pounds by age 27, IF I live that long. I exercise and gain weight. So fuck you and quit your pansy ass'd whining.

Your metabolism is harder to slow down than to speed up. Eating a meal a day wouldn't be good at all.
