So I missed a day of gym, because I had a sore throat and didn't feel that good. I currently feel like shit and makes me want to do some squats and push ups. Should I?

Why bother? You're ill, don't strain yourself. Enjoy a few days off. I've had the last 7 days off because of a killer flu. Feels fucking awesome after 300+ days straight.
