I am 19, 5'10'', 180 pounds. I've been bulking all summer and I am about to start college in 2 weeks. Im afraid that I will lose all my gains in strength and body weight once I start classes. Can anyone offer me any advice on how to prevent this from happening? (meal supplements, techniques, special post or pre workout shakes)
keep working out in teh weight room...all colleges have gyms free to use for the studentz...
