Hi /fit/, like usual I'm trying to lose some weight (I'm 6'1" 200lbs and probably should be down around 180). I drink one and a half cups of coffee every day and lots and lots of water. Is this okay? Or should I just stick to water if I am trying to lose weight?

Really? I drink like 4 cups of black, unsugared coffee a day...
I've always felt I should cut back, but haven't heard enough horror stories yet.
