hey /fit/
i got a bit of flab forming on my stomach, and was wondering what the best way to get rid of it would be
eg. running or doing sit ups etc..

Situps will simply increase your ab muscle (which isn't a bad thing, but it will remain hidden under your flab). What you have to do is cardio (rowing, walking/jogging/running, cycling, biking, elliptical). If you're an average built person you could start jogging and do intervalrunning when you have the endurance and strength for it.
