Hi /fit/ I need some advice.

Im 210lb's and im 5''10.

What my problem is that im really sweaty in the hot weathers, and with the modest amounts of exercise. It really effects my self confidence...

Im dieting at the moment and im aiming to be down to around 160lbs. Im aiming for as my build is quite wide.

Will cardio exercise and losing weight help my problem?

Im also looking at some weight training. Whats the best way to start?

Pic kinda related. I want shoulders/back muscles like that!
