fit, what can I do to work my pecs and triceps other than push ups. I can do 500 a day and not feel the burn any more so its beginning to make me RAGE. I have a pull up bar and a floor, halp.

Inclined push ups if you don't have any weights. Put your feet 10-20 inches above the ground. I put mine on a table(lol) and do push ups then.

Get two chairs and try dips.

thats the point, do clap pushups, wide, plyometric, spider, decline and any type of pushup you can think of.

watch rocky 3 and do the one handed pushups he does or do handstand. for pull up bar do chin ups pull ups wide pull ups close grip pullups explosive pullups

body weight excersises are the best since you can be imaginitive
