My left arm is noticeably flabbier and weaker than than my right arm. More specifically the bicep. Well, not really noticeable to other people. Just me when I examine them.

I'm 5'7 and 145 pounds. I already lost 5 pounds through cardio and watching my calories. My goal is to get to around 135 before I start any weight training to build muscle. Other than the cardio, I only do push ups for exercise . Could only get up to 20 at a time now.

My question is, would be it good idea to simply ignore my right arm to do some minor weight training with my left arm? I would like to get them at proportional size and strength before I start working out both my arms.

in before fap with your left hand

Keep working both out. Only increase weight at same time. Eventually will catch up.
Failing that, fap lefty.
