Dear /fit/izens. Give me your thought's about best after training meal. For weight gaining ofcourse. I used to eat White rice + cacao + sliced banana + cream but i realised it's just too much carbs in it. So now i'm eating can of tuna and later before sleep OATZ.

Also muscular tits to gain your attention.
