hey /fit/. I am a male who weighs 250 pounds and i am 6 ft 2" tall. Currently i am about 30 pounds over weight. So far i have been eating lots of fruit and drinking v8's while working out once a week at a gym. What else can i do? I am open to any suggestions. Thanks
