Start with empty barbell, focus on shoving your knees out, driving upwards with your ass, and keeping the lumbar curve.. don't worry about the back angle, it's natural if you're in the low bar position (the barbell resting on the back of your shoulders)

you want to bring your knees TOGETHER towards the bottom, otherwise you'll tweak your back. also, watch depth so you dont tear your ACL like all powerlifters do.

tl dr. squeeze thighs+knees toghether as you descend

protip: the body has limited recovery resources available. Squatting takes priority over upper body (total vs. just upper)

therefore, squatting will depress your bench/biceps results

as such, squats are overrate and gay, for fat fags and compensators who dont train upper body
