Sup /fit/, I'm a hypochondriac. Lately I've been thinking I have ALS. Today I took a multivitamin with B12 and felt a LOT better 5 hours later (I went biking too). Basically, 4-5 days ago my legs felt extremely sore, they've been getting better since 2-3 days ago, and now they're almost 100% better, and only have this little sore spot behind the knee. Still, is there anything I can do / anything that's happened to me that PROVES I absolutely do not have ALS(Lou Gehrig's Disease.) Also, I have soft / nasty poo, a very mild fever, some stomach discomfort when eating, and I feel colder than I should, with trembling / slightly clumsier extremities. The symptoms come and go, and seem to come immediately after I fap. Am I just fapping too much or something?

Add: The sore spot only hurts if I directly rub it, and seems to be a tendon or something. I don't get out a lot, so it can't be overworked. Only specific actions hurt, like kicking while back paddling in a pool, or jumping on one leg, both of which now only hrut my right leg. My legs don't seem any weaker, cause my running speed is the same as it has been, and I can push off the pool wall just as far. Also late at night my eyes / ears will feel very hot, and occaisonally I'll get a little dizzy. Physical activity other than fapping doesn't bring it on, and it comes without fapping half the time and lasts about half an hour. Episodes be a few hours apart. Occaisonally if I sit still for a while a random muscle in my leg (usually in the calf, but sometimes in the shin) will jump for no reason.

tl;dr: How can I prove to myself beyond all doubt that I do not have ALS

See, thing about ALS is that about 9,001 other things generate the exact same initial symptoms. Try drawing a circle with your big toe by dipping it in something and doing it on paper. If it comes out jagged, go get a doctor to take a look at your legs.

Nice advice, in a normal person the muscles for moving the leg in toward the pelvis are weaker than the muscles that allow the leg to move out, and meet more resistance.

tl;dr unless you try really hard you'll draw an oval.
