SLEEEEEEP! sleeplessfag
Hey, sleeplessfag here. /fit/, I need help. BADLY.

For three weeks I've been having sleeping problems. I wake up at noon, four hours later than I want to. My alarm clock doesn't wake me up a lot.

I'm not buying a new alarm clock, so I'm asking for some suggestions of what to do to get some sleep.

I've tried:

-Warm milk
-Putting something boring on TV
-Just waiting to fall asleep
-Chewing on ice (...a friend told me to try it)

Exercise to make you tired.

ambien. workout hard for once. viccodin and some alcohol. or my favorite... stay up all night and go through your day without sleeping and go to sleep at your desired time to reset your clock and continue this schedule.
>> faggot !kzxLmJyzX.
Exercise
Stop drinking caffeine
Go to bed earlier, you never said but it's quite amazing at the amount of people whining about lack of sleep yet they are sitting on a computer at 2am.

indeed, i bet most of them are just avoiding resetting the day because they hate their lives to some degree...as i used to... just have to play the game until you make your money(or get it from your parents :p ), then you can buy a couple houses and troll 4chan /fit and still have time to sleep and workout/eatright.

benadryl. do not try alcohol and ambien, its a deadly combo.

Just take a single benadryl about and hour and a half before bed.

Cheers!

That keeps me awake because when I go to lay down I want to wank again 5 minutes later.

Stay off the computer around bedtime. Give yourself a good two hours between computer time and bed time.

OP, I'm going to sleep now. Just want you to know that.

Wank again and then go to bed, faggot.

I'm so jealous. Jerk.

Okay, why do you suggest this?

Yeah, you're right. I'm gonna try everything. It's 7:30 AM right now, so I skipped bed. I'm going to go the entire day without sleep and reset my clock. If this doesn't work, which I highly doubt, then I'll try all the other suggestions I'm getting.

Because computers are stimulating devices, especially the monitor. It can fuck up your circadian rhythm if all you do is hang out on the computer at night. Give it (and your poor eyes and brain) a rest.

Okay, yeah. I'll do that, too.

Thanx, /fit/.
