The reason bread is shite when ur trying too loose wheight is cuz of all the carbs, in whitebread especially since theyr fast-empty carbs.
Anyway, just avoid bread completely, since its a lot of energy u need to use/burn. Eat vegstables as ur carb-source, and then go for a high protein with good fats-diet.
