I need serious tips on dieting and work outs. I never work out, don't have access to a gym, and I want to lose 20 to 30 pounds in the best way I can. Tell me what foods to avoid and what work outs I need to do for a better stomach, arms, legs. Being specific and patient would help. I'm female.

It depends. How tall are you, what do you weigh, etc. Since you're a girl, body-type would be helpful as well. Also, age is important. Although if you want to start right away, try walking/jogging 2-3 miles a day. Cardio
exercises like running are the best to start off with.

Go look up your BMI online, then you will know how much you should weigh, and aim for that.
