Sup /fit/, I need advice. I'm trying out for a dance position in 2 weeks, which means I need to get in shape fucking fast. I'm currently 5'6" and 117 pounds, but I'd like to lose a few pounds before tryouts, and especially tone my lower abs. My upper abs are completely flat, but I can pinch a little too much around my bellybutton. I eat only fruit and tuna (a total of about 1200 calories), and I drink at least 2 liters of water a day. I exercise for about 3 hours a day.

What else could I do differently to lose the weight and tone? In b4 binging.

Pic semi related.

If you're already working out then stop being so self concious...

don't drink water, take laxatives right before the audition

I know I'm almost underweight, but I'm sure you'll find most dancers are. I'm more concerned with gaining muscle than losing weight, honestly.

I try out in a crop top and booty shorts. It's difficult not to be a little self conscious.

I'd rather not vomit or use laxatives, it's unhealthy. Not above crash diets, though.

WELL THEN HIT THOSE BENCH CURLS AND SQUATS AND THEN EAT 3 CANS OF TUNA. DO THIS EVERY OTHER DAY.

That alone is sage worthy, not to mention your entire viewpoint being skewed.

really? wow i never heard of any thing remotely sporting considering underweight as normal weight.

consider the whole picture of "weight" too. muscle weight is heavier than fat weight. as you gain muscle you'll burn more fat just sitting there doing nothing. so forget the scale and focus on the healthier routine.
