im trying to lose body fat. im about 5'5.5 and 132 i want to be 123-125 any tips? currently im trying to eat 6-8 times a day and i go to the gym 3 times a week (google evolution gym)my second question is, im attempting to achive a 400+ lb squat (with squat suit) my current max is 315(no box) and 3 rep max 335(with box) i squat almost completely with the front of my legs but maintain form enough to pass a power lifting competition. i am aware that i need to use my hams and glutes to achieve what i want so i need some help with exersises and form tips.image unrelated.
while on the subject of SQUATZanyone have sharp pains in the muscles slightly above the knee when doing SQUATZ?is this normal? is my form bad?
