All you need to do to gain weight is create a calorie surplus. Eat as much as you can, if you aren't gaining weight, eat more. Calorie dense foods like Peanuts/Oils/Peanut Butter (wat) are great when gaining weight.
If you're actually trying to gain muscle, make sure you're eating at least your bodyweight in protein per day.
If you have a severely fast metabolism, and are really only trying to gain weight, you could try slowing down your metabolism by avoiding Breakfast, and eating two gigantic fucking meals throughout the day.
If all else fails. KFC, McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy, etc
