18%? cut down to 10% then clean bulk. meaning, eat above maintenance so you gain 3-4 lbs a month, without eating any junk (only complex carbs, unsaturated fats, etc). you'll probably need 4 months of cutting to get to 9-10%, but if you cut effectively you'll be -cut-...6pack and abdominal veins and all.
you can probably bulk up to the same weight before you cut, but it will be almost all muscle. you'll get some fat, too, but you'd be able to lose it much more easily (4 weeks as opposed to 4 months)
