>>117283 Hi, op. Sorry everyone in this thread is treating you like shit. I hope they're all banned, this isn't the place for that kind of bullshit.
I think>>117290has the right idea, definitely. While it's prudent to start counting calories, you should get pretty far by just being smart. Don't drink soda, don't eat fried food of any sort. Eat smaller portions of food consistently spaced out throughout your day in smaller meals. Don't starve yourself, though, or else you'll relapse into eating shit food and you'll binge on it. Frequent, regularly scheduled, but small meals is key.
Also, get out and walk. Walk, walk, walk. If you're 350 pounds I imagine you're pretty stagnant. If you start moving the weight will melt off you for a while.
Don't get discouraged over plateaus, too. Find ways to keep yourself motivated. Maybe post pictures here every couple of days along with progress reports? The people who are acting like dicks are kind of exceptional. Normally people in this board seem supportive.
I can't really give you a lot of help with specific foods to eat and calorie counts, as that's not something I know a lot about Maybe someone else will chime in. Failing that, you can probably come up with some good information with a bit of Googling.
I hope this helps a little bit, at least. 75 pounds is a lot to have lost already, keep it up!
