If you have a hunchback you may also have lordosis.
Specifically for a hunchback, do this stretch and hold it for a minute or so at a time, you should feel the stretch in your chest and the front of your shoulders, and be tensing your back to bring the shoulderblades together: http://exercise.about.com/od/flexibilityworkouts/ss/stretchingflex.htm do it standing up. if you dont have a resistance band, go to a hardware store and buy one of those bungee cords that people use for tying up furniture for removals etc.
