I'm trying to drink only water now(lose some weight) and I was thinking, does drinking only water aid in the loss of wieght? Does it really matter what you drink(obviously not pop or beer) as long as you're eating healthy?

Because if I can drink my Swamp Water(all types of pops mixed together) and still lose weight steadily, I would be a very happy man.

Drink only water, and occasionally drink milk and tea.

Drink 2 liters of water a day, 2 cups of milk, and half a cup of tea every other day. Good shit.

Also get a juicer, and drink carrot juice every day. 2 cups.

Throw some cucumber in there too. It makes it taste better, and lessens the thickness a bit.

Carrot juice, when consumed regularly, also can aide clearing acne, if you have skin problems.

If you are trying to loose weight, do not drink pop or beer... ever. Weed that shit out of your diet permanently. If you actually look up what all the ingredients are, it's disgusting.

Water does a lot of things for the body. One, the digestive system doesn't know what to do with it, and so it tries to digest it. This burns calories (granted, a small amount of calories). Drinking hot water raises the internal bodie temperature, which means the body pushes the heat out towards the extremities to cool down to the proper temperature. This helps promote blood flow to those hard to reach places which is a necessity for fat loss. Drinking ice cold water lowers the internal temperature, cause it to need to heat itself back up, which burns calories. Water is also necessary in almost EVERY process the body does. The synthesis of muscle requires water, so does the actual process of burning off fat. You should only be drinking water, with an occasional glass of milk or FRESH fruit/veggie juice.

On that note, eat more protein. Like water protein is one of the most utilized substances in the body, and is a necessity to building and maintain muscles, keeping your digestive tract working, and millions of other things. If you double your intake of lean protein from what you normally eat (while cutting other things so as not to eat an insanely large amount of calories), you'll start to loose weight... I don't remember why.
