light and baggy cargo shorts and my 3 strip hoodie do me fine clothes wise, and a good pair of nike airs for me treads.
to start off with id say HIIT 3 times a week and long jogs 2 times a week, its sometimes better to go out training with mates but dont let them slow you down...
and if pic is OP id say dont even start free running, face is too cute. i smashed up my face coming off a phone box at the wrong angle and my nose looks crooked now
