I don't know how to google this, so I've come to you, /fit/.I've been feeling pretty groggy lately, the past couple of days. I've been getting enough sleep and eating, but I simply just lack energy to do anything. I'm yawning all day and when I go to sleep it takes me an hour or two to sleep. I'm not oversleeping because I get 8 hours a sleep (I'm 19). It could be from low physical activity, I've just been home this summer chilling out and not running around the campus like I used to.What do you guys think? Pic semi-related.
