i'm pretty well sick of being fat. i'm 19 years old, 6'2 and about 230 lbs. can someone please help me out with a good 6 meal diet and maybe some exercises?

Get a gym membership. Read up on eating healthy and excercising. Go to the gym and don't make up excuses. If you go 5 times a week and stay there for a hour after 2 monthes you will see results.
