Dear christ on a krutch /fit/, HALP.I'm a 28/f who's been doing a great job losing weight. I've gone from 185 to 160 within a 8 month span and have been keeping up the pace rather well eating right and including excerise. However, I seem to have hit a strange snag.I recently went food shopping and decided to pick up some juice this time around. I haven't really bought any juice since I went on my weight loss plan (standard 4chan /fit/ advice... good proteins, OATZ ect.) but I thought it would be a good time to introduce it back into my diet sparringly. But since then my hunger and food cravings began to go all apeshit.I can't even say I'm still eating bad foods, but just more of it and it is affecting my weight. I went from 159 to 163 in a span of a week. I refuse to blame this on an upcoming period since this shit never happened before. The only additional thing I can add to this is that I've tried to increase my time at the gym with additional cardio.Advice? Tips? General info I should know about?

Fruit juice is basically water with sugar in it. It'll increase your food cravings.Wouldn't know where to begin describing it in terms of insulin spikes and all that jazz, but personally if you're giving up on junk food and drink, I would lump fruit juice in with them.Try eating the source fruits instead.

Its probably due to the amount of sugars in the juice. If I eat an apple, I'm starving no more than 25min later. Cut out the juice! Insulin spikes are bad! Water is bland and boring, but its worth it to be healthy.
