>>136767 In my old job (a couple of weeks ago in ended) I used to walk 4 hours a day. Now I started jogging about 2 weeks ago, then stopped last week because everyone said it would wreak havoc on my knees. I weigh 265-ish. Now, when I jog, it doesn't really hurt my knees at all, just my muscles because they aren't used to it. I was walking 6 minutes than jogging 2 for a half hour every other day. So, should I start this back up again or not? Because I really don't feel like I'm doing enough just dieting.
