/fit/, I'm 5'10" and I weigh 155 lb. I recently dropped a shit ton of fat, mainly through cardio. I did not do much weight lifting at all. However, I've noticed that I am damn muscly, despite not doing much working out on arms, chest, or stomach. I do come from a long line of Iranian weight trainers, but I doubt genetics had were a sole factor in this. Any idea how this happened?

I don't want to shit on your parade, but if you're 5'10" 155, you're really not that muscular. You may have cut down so that whatever muscle you have shows, but 5'10" 155 isn't big.
