which first? like in a daily routine? jog to get the blood flowing, stretch, then sprint and combine pushups.situps (like 10 each) while you sprint back and forth.

jogging and sprinting will do the same thing too your body, jogging takes longer and is easier, while sprinting takes less time but is harder.
if you're a lazy fatass, you'll fail at both of them.
