Ok i started using my moms elliptical machine this week, did it fours times. Planning on doing this every week. 30-45 minutes each time i do it. I was wondering if this would help me lose weight pretty fast? I only have a small stomach and noticed my face getting a little chubby (but it might be in my head).

I've read that HIIT is better but can someone explain to me exactly what you do?

And what do you recommend?

btw, go to wikipedia hiit, then look through links, also google hiit elliptical, lol
