Hey /fit/, the lacrosse season just started up and I play defense, but after I check someone my wrists start to kill me. Any advice on exercises I could do to strengthen them? Or should I see a doctor?
Google, motherfucker; there's a bunch of good exercises to strength them.
Deadlifts. Anything and everything can be solved with deadlifts. Cancer? Deadlifts. AIDS? Deadlifts. Euthanasia? Deadlifts.
