/fit/ i need advice

im 5'10" 162lbs

I think im fine in weight/height ratio

i was think about losing 10lbs in fat and gaining about 15lbs in muscle.

how long does /fit/ think i could lose the 10lbs of fat and gain the 15lbs of muscle if i workout (Lift weight) everyday for about 30min a day and go on a diet. Not a crash diet, but just not eating as many junk foods/fat food, and more of protein foods like eggs and meat.

How would we know? Each body acts different just keep at it and you'll get there.
