hi /fit/, long time lurker, first time poster.so currently, i'm starting a 3 day a week gym program. and i want to change my dietry patterns -- ie eating 5-6 times a day. a trainer at the gym told me if i want to obtain abs you'll need to do this, since 75% of what is needed is a proper eating regime.anyway, i need some advice. how did you change, to begin with? currently i eat little to no breakfast(which obviously will have to change), snacks between that and lunch(normal sized lunch) and a large dinner. i'm quite skinny, but i was told i'd have to fasten my metabolism. and what sort of food to eat?
>a trainer at the gym told me if i want to obtain absIm sorry for your strange deformity. It must suck not having an abdomen.
Step 1dont be a faggotStep 2eat oatz for breakfastStep 3Eat LEAN meats, Salad, Veggies, Whole Wheats, Rice, fruits, SMALL portions. This isn't rocket science. If you lurk /fit/ you should already know the basics you fuck.
EMMA WATSON, BRO...thats whats up.

>>377103so every meal is around the same proportion?
>>377131big breakfast, smaller dinner
>>377103also, cardio is important too. but since i already have a slim/athletic figure, how much cardio exercising should i be doing? i run every 2-3 days, doing around 4km's. im not fit, but im working hard.
>>377148>i already have a slim/athletic figureIf you did, you wouldn't be asking about how to "obtain abs," do more cardio.
>>377144ah ok, cheers.this will be the hardest to adapt to
>>377152well i am slim, im 6ft and weigh 66kg's. i am trying to do more cardio, running harder and longer etc.. i think the main thing for me to change is my diet though.
>>377154we need more info, op. what exactly are your goals: Building muscle? Gaining strength? Increasing size? Wats your gym routine? Lose fat, even you're already pretty damn skinny?Best and easiest thing you can do is start eating a good, healthy breakfast which includes high-fiber oatmeal. Don't eat too much before bed otherwise you'll get a fat tummy.
