Hey /fit/, if Im new to HIIT, doing sessions 5 minutes long of 20seconds hard 10 seconds rest, how often is it safe to do this for a HIIT noob?

>>66952You can do progressively more as you get used to them, but 2 times a week is a decent start. You can do Tabata Intervals with almost any type of exercise, though. Just limit Tabata-ing the same exercise too much.
