something is seriously fucked up with my apitite
i've been cutting for half a year and now I want to start a bulk (first time), and I want to have it as clean as possible.

Problem is that I'm having some serious apitite issues trying to absorb those 2500 - 3000 cals.

Protein intake isnt really the broblem, I'm eating lots of chicken, eggs, tuna etc you name it.
I'm just haveing some problems getting the required intake on cals.

What can I eat thats both 'clean' and has a high cal density ?
Any other tricks to reignite my apitite ?
