Oatmeal 2 week plan Anonymous
info: I workout 6 times a week and take fat burning pills in the morning and drink some creatine after i workout.
My plan for the next 2 weeks is to just eat oatmeal and a banana a day. Would this be harmful to my body? Does anyone have an idea what this will do strength wise.

Expanding on what>>135093said, starving yourself to try and cut causes your body to do the opposite. It essentially switches into a survival state and attempts to hold onto as much fat as possible, instead converting muscle for energy.

So, not only would that be bad nutrient wise, but it would be very counterproductive if you are trying to cut.
