Severe Weight Loss Schwang.
ok guys, i'm 6'4 and 295lbs yes i know i'm fat.
I'm heavy...but there has never been any emphasis on going outside of losing weight or anything....ive been over weight since i was like....12~13 o.o but now its so ingrained into me that i just cant seem to get the energy or motivation to lose weight...because at this point i'm like...6'4 and 295lbs...so i dont exactly want to lose the 100~110lbs (small girl) over the course of a year or more >.<

What can this anon do to help himself lose weight quicker? Pills, and if so what kind? etc?

I was the kid that sat out in PE, i do nothing but masturbate and lurk the intertubes...I'm unlucky cuz i carry my weight around my midsection instead of extremities and neck...but my legs are really strong for some reason xD

same poster both about the working out and the fish. You aren't going to like what I'm about to say. I was the same guy you are a couple years back, complete with the sitting out in gym and doing nothing but interwebs, typical endomorph, and I can lift a helluva lot with my legs. You want to change, it's probably going to hurt. You have to start somewhere, but do it as far and as hard as you can, results will come with time.

Sooo, about the fish. I used to be a cook (part of the weight issue right there) so I do things waaay too much by taste and less by measure.
Take a couple bunches of cilantro, strip off the leaves, discard the stems, run em through a food processor with a little water, just enough so that they blend, until they are mostly paste-like. Add that to a can of coconut milk in a pot on the stove, over med-low heat. Add some mango puree(I actually use a mango chilli sauce I buy at the Pakistani grocery), enough so that you can taste it. Toss in some sugar to taste, should be a little sweet, helps cut the spicy taste, but you might not even need sugar at all, salt to taste, maybe a little chicken bullion powder in the place of some salt. Toss in a bit of curry powder (however much you like, if you aren't sure, use less than you'd think. Maybe a half tablespoon, can add more if you like)
That's it for the sauce, let it start heating and simmering.
As for the rice, I use rooster brand, in a steamer, about twice as much water as rice.
For the fish, spray some PAM on a baking sheet, add fish, a little salt and pepper, and whack er in the oven at 375-400 till it's done (ie: flakes apart when pulled at with a fork/flipper) Careful not to over-do it however.
Now then, put rice on plate, put fish on rice, put sauce on everything. Also like to garnish with some chopped pistachios.

Sorry if it doesn't turn out exactly right, I might actually have to start measuring and writing this stuff down some day.

You're right of course. It's taken me years, and I'm not entirely happy yet. But I didn't get into it that much at first, a little weights, and a little jogging. Now that I've thrown myself into it, results are coming MUCH faster. Of course, sometimes workouts are the worst pain ever, when you've done something to work a muscle to where you think you can go no further, then go half as far again. But I've come to kind of like the pain. It means change comes faster. That and endorphines kick ass.

I know i need to do this. Its just how long it takes to lose the weight...ive been thinking of doing something like taking leptovox or hydroxycut while also workingout...no fear of dehydration for me, i down about 100oz of water a day, about 10 large cups xD.
Ive been on and off (mostly off) for the last few years...and i k now that by now if i had stuck to it i'd have the body i want...and htat pisses me off...but i'm just too lazy xD

I, also am a lazy SOB. Which is why it really helps that I joined a martial arts class with a strong emphasis on conditioning. Not only is it a helluva workout, but the other people there cheer you on and encourage you to finish. Find good people.

And it takes as long as it takes. The harder and more often you work, the faster the results.

And don't fap while cooking, if the sauce splatters you could be burned in a most unfortunate manner.

Once i found my mango wasnt adequate and that i was out of cilantro, i devolved into blackbeans and rice and tilapia with cayenne, salt, black pepper and a little bit of lemon juice...except this blackbeans and rice has bacon and chorizo in it...hmm...

also, i need to get myself in gear for the next 5 weeks because i'll be alone and i work best alone and in the silence (yes i lead a very solitary life...so solitary that i find my own voice somewhat foreign) and also my mother is very counter productive, always trying to guilt me into losing weight and complaining about how much i eat which in turn makes me eat moar...

Sounds like some good southern-ish cooking. That's damn good eating, problem is, it's not the best for you. All the same, I'd eat it. Sounds like you know what you're doing in a kitchen anyway.

I was raised by a family that cooks. We never eat out unless we realllly don't feel like cooking xD. and not only that but we're privileged to have lived in several different countries and to have a wide array of dishes to pick from xD Never cooked fish myself though o.o

Cuba is good... they have the most amazing bread o.o like...wow. they make these sandwiches on them...its a loaf of Cuban bread, butter, cheese, ham and tomato...*fapfapfap* they also have unbelievable pork. and yeah the fish is tasty...but it had that slight seawater/fish taste to it xD kinda freaks me out a little bit...but hey if it dont come up and if it dont taste that bad then its all good.

2 am here, and I think I'm heading to bed. Sleep is also important. Also, don't eat for about 3 hours before you work out really, really hard. If you do, you'll only make yourself sick and/or puke.

So besides eating healthy (which i suppose 2 medium pizzas in 2 hours isnt) any supplements/weightloss pills that look halfway decent? Leptovox, hydroxycut, etc?
