>>88728 I'm about 1.75 and used to weigh 85kg; I slashed that to 60kg through in a first phase bad dieting (with too much starvation) and with a second phase of decent dieting and cardio (walking and running). Some fat around that area, disappeared, sure; but not all of it. But what's causing it? I don't know; could it be that due to the bad eating regime I had I lost more lean mass than actual fat? Could it be that due to the fact that I slashed lipids out of my diet my hormone levels got unbalanced? Or it might just be that I have irreversible gynaecomastia. I honestly don't know and I choose not to care. Lots of guys I see have this problem. I see men with it on the swimming pool for instance. It used to disturb me a lot, it was the reason that I started losing weight in the first place, but I've made my peace with it. I'm now weight training as well as doing some cardio and I'm at 70kg. I feel healthy and sane and that's all I care.
