I work out 3 days a week and want get my shoulders more broader and more cut.
What are some good exercises to do this?

Also, I want to get my chest more sculpted, I already do bench press and alternating dunbell press for my chest.
Any other exercises you recommend that can help define my chest muscles more?

Fit is really not the best place for muscle related issues.

Luckily, I am a beast.

SO:

For broader shoulders do lateral raises, front and side.

To fix your chest, do more incline presses, and after a while throw in some declines. Do some cable flyes too.

And cut the damn bench for a while.

Try to work more with dumbells rather than barbell for a while.

Okay.

Do slower, more controlled reps with DUMBELLS (for shrugs), with lighter weight.

Let your less dominant side control how many reps you do.

Look at yourself in the mirror and make sure your shoulders raise at an equal height.

Lateral raises, lots of shrugs for shoulders. Do more shoulder presses too.

Make sure you do both flat and incline bench, and dumbell flyes also!

most gyms have dbs that only go to 100lbs.

that's too light for a serious effect, my traps get worked best when i throw on straps and use 300 - 365lbs for sets of 10 - 15 reps. I don't use straps for deads, chins, db rows, or rack pulls though

Mine is the exact same way. Just make sure that you let your less-dominant side determine how many reps you do (as>>428176said), and throw in an extra set with your left to make it extra fatigued.
