Dear /fit/,
I used to jog in high school. Since then I have put on a lot of weight. I used to be able to run 3 miles at a time. Now I am 250lbs and 5'5'' (M). How can I loose weight?

my add to>>399797would be start with a smaller workout routine in the begining so you do not get demotivated by it, and work your way up adding weight, time and new exercises.
