/fit/I started out a bit too hard, and now the tendons in my right elbow hurt (tendonitis?). It's not particularly painful, but my right arm is significantly weaker than the left (capable about 25-30% fewer reps in just about anything), and hurts when I lift things.How do I fixed this? I've tried not lifting weights for a bit over a week, but it's not really helping.Pic unfortunately unrelated

You most likely strained your muscles and joints from overlifting. Give it a few more days, then hit the weights again.
see a chiropractor, or a physiotherapist if you have to. fuck the doctor, they won't fix you the right way. muscular / tissue manipulations are not consensus medicine to them. they'll prescribe drugs that affect the whole body...
