Am I in shape? ive been boxing training training for 2 months now, i didnt lose or gain any weight but ive been eating alot more, and i feel quite stronger but not that faster

stronger as in hitting the bag harder, eating alot of pasta and veggies, drunking only milk, water, juices, and alcohol, for workouts i mostly do the boxing training in class and at home i use 40lb dumbells and 120lb bench, im going to start keeping count of my reps and all starting now

its really vital that you do, i would imagine that you will stick to 12+ reps for conditioning purposes but start by hitting your local gym and finding your max on vital excersises and vertical, sprints, ext.... then in a month or two try maxing out again and see how much you improved

Your posture is really bad in that first picture OP, i hope you dont stand like that normally, as well as fuckign your back up its going to make you look smaller with less muscle. Try standing with your shoulders back, hips pushed forward tilted up a little bit, then try to pull your stomach into your spine.

Thats most likely because you've being strength training by increasing the amount of weight that you can lift. Try working out instead with wrist weights and ankle weights at a safe amount. Once you no longer feel an resistance in your speed and accuracy, take the weights off or switch to slightly more weight.
