hay /fit/.

if there are any female anons here, what sports bras do you wear? the ones I have now are too tight and suffocate me when I go running, but I dont want my boobs loose either.

I know some women advocate not wearing one at all for running, but its fucking painful, plz halp?

I actually just wear my regular bra- it's much more supportive than any sports bra I've worn...
Sorry I can't suggest any specific brand for running. I know what kind of pain you're talking about >_<

I run in my normal bra. It's a lot easier and better than any sports bra I've worn.

I dunno, I used to wear my normal bra and my sports one over it and that was uncomfortable also :/

Additional advice, though it may be common sense:
Just go to the clothing store, pick up some bras (sporty or regular) try them on in a dressing room and bounce.
Run in place. Really dance around in your stall.
You can't find the right kind of bra until you've tried it on first.

I "tested" all my sports bras before buying them, but they arent cant-breathe-suffocatingly tight I cant run in them, and I havent been able to find one with real support. thanks for the advice though.

I guess I'll go though various specific brands then?

I've actually never had a problem with sports bras suffocating me. I have C cups.. what size are you? I've heard of some chicks wearing two bras but I think that would just make it worse. Hmm maybe try a size bigger? I doubt it will make you that much looser.
