So basically I go to the gym every day or every other day and I always get different people giving me different answers to the question "How low should I bench?" I generally go as low as I can without touching my chest so as not to bounce the bar off of it to make the exercise easier. However, I'm an ectomorph so this generally makes my arms go to about a 110-120 degree angle to my chest. Thoughts?
