What is the best stretching regiment for a woman trying to gain hip flexibility? I can not comfortably straddle my man and would like to fix this.Any other stretches for other parts of the body would be great, but I mostly want to gain lots of hip flexibility.I still do SQUATZ and their ballet counterpart PLIES. so I have pretty strong legs still (Ballerina all my life until last year) but I've never been extremely flexible.
