Okay.
I'm trying to lose weight.
I go to the gym 4 days a week for an hour, but I don't really know how to improve my eating habits.
Are there certain things I should be eating per day?
Or should I just try to eat healthier?

Eat healthy meat (fish and chicken), eat less bread and pasta. Eat vegetables with your food.

Twice a week switch out meat for vegetarian alternatives as well.

Turkey, Fish, and other lean meats are your friend.

How lean is Emu? And I've heard Buffalo and venison are leaner than Beef.
