Food Tracker for Today Liam
Hey /fit/ fellows, I'm not here to whine and bitch about my imaginary obesity, as I took your advice and just started working out like a maniac, feels great. So anyway, what are you guys eating/have eaten today?

I woke up late, was working until 2 AM, so I had a big breakfast/lunch.

Brunch:
Jalapeno Chedder Bagel with Sausage and Egg, red and green peppers, ranchero sauce and a banana, a couple of graham crackers. Bagel came from the bagel place down the street - Its good stuff.

Keep in mind I'm trying to pack on some muscle right now, so later I'll be hitting the weights after works over, as well as my usual bodyweight stuff, so I'm feeling pretty good.

What about you guys?

Hi, I have just started the whole 5-6 small meals a day rather than 3 big ones. Please critique if you feel like it. After cutting down and losing 10lb in 6 weeks through lots of cardio and sports, I am now doing HIIT mixed with a weight lifting program. I am 21/male/158lb

Meal1:
Orange juice, Kelloggs Toasted Honey Crunch, handful of raisins, reduced fat milk

Meal2:
Cooked oats (porridge) with honey, walnut and 1 apple.

Meal3:
Lettuce, sweetcorn, 3 slices of lean turkey meat with drizzle of garlic virgin olive oil. 1 cup of fresh pineapple.

Meal4:
100g couscous, handful of raw spinach leaves, few sun blushed peppers, 1 serving of tuna

Meal5:
Fish - sole, baked with low fat oven chips (aka fries, ima britfag soz), garden peas

Meal6:
Protein shake

This came to about 2000 calories, 260g carbs, 30g of fat and 140g of protein.
