Ok /fit/ So during the week I ride my bike for like 45 or 50 mintes a day and lift weights. How fast and much weight do you think I will lose? I've been trying to eat less and eat healthy but it's so hard these days. BTW i'm 14 (I know UnderageB&) and I weigh around 150 pounds.

I lost 6kg in one week from cycling and a well thought out diet. Shit was mad crazy. Housemate saw me come out of the bathroom after having a shower and thought I was doing Chemotherapy I got so thin.

tl;dr Cycling rules because you can do it 4 hours a day every day with no injurys. Fuck yeah.

No problem? For the record I was burning around 4,000 Calories a day for that week. Ate lots of tuna for protein and only had carbs (refulling/recovery drinks) during and immediatly after training. Only mentionable fat intake was from my skimmed milk. Also, I junked out on vitamin tablets.

I acctually felt how anorexics felt. The feeling of hunger was the feeling of success.
