yo /fatties/

first off, i love squats, but i hate oats.
no problem though as i have come up with a brilliant solution.

Take a protein shaker, fill up to whereever the fuck you want with water/milk.
Take whey protein, put however much you've been brainwashed to put in.
Take boring oats, put in a sachet or whatever.

Shake.
Drink.
Feel brilliant and sit back and ask someone to pat you on the back for being a fucking genius.
Bye.

Btw this is also great for morning shakes when your making a huge breakfast and cba to use another bowl to make oats in.
Seriously, i hate washing up.

Jesus nigbutting christ,

Porridge with honey is perhaps my favorite meal ever, how can you dislike it? BORING OATZ? how dare you sir. How dare you.

That might well be.

Do you know if the absorbtion rate of doing it this way is less or do i still get the full benefit of the oats?
I ask since im not chewing and starting the breakdown process in my mouth.
>> Anonymous
I think the absorbtion rate would probably be the same but I've heard on /fit/ that instant oatmeal isn't as good as proper OATZ such as steel cut or raw but I can't clarify that. And I did hear it on /fit/.

OP, I do that all the time. I also add Splenda or honey in there, too.

I count out 10 because 10 = one of your "five a day".
They're big enough.
Why do you ask?

OP here, trying out being a tripfag.

Anyways, i was wondering if oats was mainly a morning meal. Obviously i could take them during the day but maybe something else would be a better source of carbs after noon.

I believe the big factor is just how slowly your body takes them in, so they're supposed to last alot better.
