How do you know when you have eaten enough of a meal ? I have trouble knowing when to stop eating

I kind of eat a while, then think "am i really hungry anymore or just eating for lols?"

Not sure if its true but apparently it takes 15 mins for you to know you're full.

Take your time with your meals, you should notice when you're full. Throwing the food down will just make you eat moar than you need to

if you don't know when you stop eating, you need to be very strict with yourself. get a bowl of a reasonable size. only eat out of it. only eat one serving out of it. if you're still hungry afterwards, suck it up, your body is lying. if there's leftovers, put them in the fridge for tomorrow.

if you're still hungry after, eat a little more... spreading out your meals is better than eating 2-3 big ones anyway. you should be able to ballpark it after a while.
