/fit/, This is absolutely disgusting. Ever since I moved in feb, my weight has gotten WAY out of control. I have never gotten this fat and it's seriously disgusting, I often find myself crying about it and I never stop thinking about how gross it is. It's gotten so bad for me, I've been strongly debating towards weight loss pills, Such as Alli, Hydroxiecut, Proactol, ect.I've decided to crack down on losing weight, For myself.

I don't eat HORRIBLY, But sometimes I will slip up and eat at night, or maybe more than I should. But I absolutely will not eat fast food. [Rarely; When I do, It's just chicken nuggets at Wendys.]
I rarely drink soda, So I normally drink water, juice, chocolate/milk.

I'm self consious, and don't like the idea of being seen, so I won't go out and walk/run, that and I don't know this neighbor hood, so I don't trust going out alone.

Right now I am going to start out with 50 sit ups a night, and 30/40 leg lifts, and work my way up to 100 a night. Should I do this in mornings, too?

/fit/ I took these disgusting, scaring, nauseating pictures because I'm in desperate need of help and advice. Things I shouldn't even THINK of touching/eating, Tips on how to lose weight, keep healthy, ect.

Key is diet. Restrict that shit, retrace your steps. You might as well be eating fast food with the amount you're eat, it doesn't matter if it's healthy or not. Healthy just means it's full of nutrients and won't fuck up your muscle hard when it's being digested.

Clean up your diet. I don't know jack shit about your body in terms of height and weight, but I'll make it simple: eat 1400 calories a day, half from protein, I don't care about the other two macronutrient ratios as long as half comes from protein. Never eat large amounts of carbs and fats together, always eat either of the two alongside a good amount of protein, and eat 5 meals a day.

Easy shit. It's slow but it's tested and works for everyone. Compare pix with a month later and you'll thank me.

I'm willing to do whatever it takes to lose this; I'm just not sure what else I can do really other than what I listed. [Though I think I'm going to do these more than just at night, which I didn't mention, I was thinking when I wake up, and after meals? ]

I don't really eat that much in proportion, It's pretty rare and I'll only eat more than I need if something tastes really good [Which I'm working on that. ]

I never knew that about juice. I'll just drink water from now on. But what's this about the snacks? I've never been a big person on snacks or candy treats. I barely eat popcorn even at a movie.

For the record; When ever my boyfriend and I go to his friends house for the weekend [Almost every weekend] I do manage to grab a walking buddy [Which is the only way I normally will walk, is with someone] Walk five miles to the park, around the park trail twice which I think is two miles long, swing for a bit, then walk back. I'd love to do this every day, But we only go there for the weekends.

I just remembered something; When I first started to gain this blubber, I was told that a good way to lost weight was to eat every other hour or so, Like, small vegie snacks, yogurt, stuff of the sort. They told me eating small portions like that throughout the day help speed up your metabolism. Thoughts?

Eat something where you're getting a decent protein source at every meal (lean meat), veggies, fruits, whole grains, and make adjustments on how much you eat based on how your weight is changing. If you're dropping more than a pound or a pound and a half a week (it depends how heavy you are) then you should eat a little more to make sure you don't murder your metabolism.

Forget about the leg-lifts and ab workouts; if you want to look "lean" then go find a weightlifting program. There's no reason you'd want to train your abs (and thus make your midsection bigger to some degree with an excess of training) than anything else. Weightlifting will also increase your basal metabolism because of increased muscle mass, and it tends to burn quite a bit of calories (which makes it easier to stick to your food limits) if you do it right.

Healthy snacks are good ways of helping to manage hunger. Fruit, nuts, vegetables, etc are good choices. I recommended popcorn because if it's air popped and not drizzled in butter, it's very filling to satisfy your appetite, and pretty low in calories.

Forgot to mention; I normally suck my stomach in 24/7 when I know I can be seen by someone other than myself. The pictures are me letting it all go, Disgusting, But I don't walk around in every day life just letting my lard hang out like it has it's own personality. You should thank me for that.

You might be right. I had to sit at a weird angel on the bed so I could get the camera shots for those, too. I found a place to set the camera and get shots of my let lose stomach while standing up. It's really not much better; But it doesn't look AS bad as the first post pictures.

yes. if you work your muscles without losing weight the results won't show. So sit ups WILL tone your stomach muscles but unless you lose some weight the effect won't be as apparent.

Not gonna lie.. You're fat. But that's why you're here and We'll I understand your situation kinda because I just started 2nd year of college in a dorm and with all these parties with alcohol its hard for weight control. I have to do double my normal cardio. I've kept myself from gaining weight but not losing it either :'( .

Here's some good stuff I copied a while ago.

Food is now on there for one purpose, to feed you protein and good carbs as efficiently as possible. You do not care about how it tastes, if it has the nutrition you need, its fucking delicious.

-Buy cans of chicken breast, and frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts, eat one a day somehow no matter what.

-Buy eggs, boil them, peel them, and put them in the fridge.

-Buy cottage cheese. Learn to like it with berries in it.

-Buy beans, learn how to cook and eat them every day.

-Buy bananas and toilet paper

-Buy oatmeal, one flavored instant, and one big tub of the boring unflavored. Mix them half and half every morning for breakfast with a boiled egg and a banana a multivitamin and a glass of milk. This is more important than any other meal. You fucking eat it and love it.

Eat 5 meals a day. Never get hungry, never get full. Get some carbs and protein a couple of hours before your workout, and take some more protein and carbs within 30 minutes after.

Cut out whole milk and juices. Replace the whole milk with skim if you absolutely -NEED- milk and just drink water, water, water, and more water. Also drink green tea.

Limit your breakfast to 400 calories as well.. after that, eat a 200cal or so snack every 3 hours. DO NOT EAT BEFORE BED DAMNIT. Replace your chicken nuggets with fruits, vegetables, egg whites, and shit that isn't processed.

Also do cardio for 45 mins or so atleast 3 days a week. That's it really.

also femanon here, I used to have the same problem back in high-school, cut back or cut out most sugars. don't eat 3-4 hours before bed, instead of anything tasty like juice or milk drink only water. Also, cardio is your friend, I ran about 3-4 miles per day.

Those pills are horrible, they don't work and in college I nearly OD'd on them. All they are is pretty much an appetite suppressant + lots of caffeine.

Losing weight is very simple, just use up all of the energy you have stored in you by eating + some more and you lose weight. You can even go a bit crazy with the diet if you don't have to worry about a little muscle loss. Get on a proper diet and eat as little carbs as you can.

Also, Cardio is stuff like running/swimming/etc. Don't be ashamed of going out and running. If you have to, go early early in the morning when everyones still sleeping or just waking up. It's the safest time to go out running IMHO. Or if you're really that terrified, get a gym membership and use their equipment there like ellipticals or treadmills. Do this about 3-4 times a week ranging around 30-45 minutes each time.

Once you've lost about 5-10 pounds, start strength training. Doing 120920392094 sit-ups right now is NOT gonna help you. Plus, sit-ups are horrible for your back. Do crunches/bicycle crunches instead.

I also recommend tracking your calorie intake.
