Casual Diet Anonymous
sup /fit/ first time poster, so summers just around the corner (ausfag) few months or so. Need to slim myself right down get rid of my man tits and flab, and then maybe work on getting a pack?

I do landscaping and manual work as exercise. Every second day I do situps, pushups and a few weights. I eat 3 square meals a day, tryna keep em healthy. Anything else is just fruit and stuff. So anytips?

3 square meals is bad, 6 is good, 10+ is also good, but not for you.

Pushups and situps are crap, do more freeweights. Also, if you really want ot burn it quickly, HIIT is your best bet, maybe like 3 times a week

Also how do you know when enough is enough in terms of workout. When I did tae kwon do and was super fit I would do pushups with like 10kilos on my back until Id drop, that cant be efficient. So would a /fit/r/ be able to tell us how many Im meant to do? in return...i just reformated sry =(

It's more like a 30 sec sprint, followed by a 1 min slow jog/walk, and then finishing with say a 3 or 4 minute jog.

Free weights = weights not attached to a machine. Usually exercises associated with barbells and dumbells, such as: Bench press, squat, military shoulder press, dumbell bench, deadlift, dumbell rows, barbell rows, etc.

The more muscle you have, the more calories you're burning while at rest = good.

For the last one, just play it by feel. If you're getting worse in your workouts(Slower, can't lift as much weight, getting hurt), then either go a lot easier, or take some days off

Pushups are a pretty easy exercise, most people can do 10+ no problem. Essentially, doing pushups makes you better at doing...pushups

Easy, hit the gym, and eat 10 meals a day. You'll be fat, and slow, but strong as hell

I only want a 6pac and a few muscles, Id like to keep agility and be able to sprint. Im mainly losing the weight and shit so I can look good for summer, I want to be able to go back after holidays and ppl go wow Jeffs fucking hell tank and sexy now, then I can reject ppl and be a badass....thats the plan

Well, low reps and high weight train your fast twitch muscle fibers, so you'll be quick if you go that route.

Just don't eat as much.
