Hi, I need some exercise plans for a person with only two dumbells. I'll do anything. I'm a beginner tho, so don't make me do 20 pull ups or something :P

Please help out, I really want to get into the exercising "field" lol

I have a hard time doing 20 pushups. But then again, I don't do the pussy-ass arm wiggles that I see a lot of faggots doing. 4 seconds per pushup, nose and chest should kiss the ground at the same time.

Well i started out with pushups, pullups and situps. There are alot of variations of each of those and all you have to use is your own bodyweight. I could do fuck all as well when i first started, now i'm doing 30 standard pushups and 50 ab-curl/crunches. I can still only do 5 reverse and 5 standard pullups but i'll slowly drag that number up as well. But if you want to use the dumb-bells just do standard bicep curls and lunges perhaps, maybe the one where you hold them out infront of yourself while you stand up with a straight arm for as long as you can?..dunno what it's called but it works alot. I would say you shoudl google up that 100 pushups plan for sure.

And learn to respect form when curling (25 pounds should be more than enough for that)--pretty much keep your elbows fixed to your side when curling hte weight, so it isolates everything to the bicep.
