Alright /fit/, I need help with a workout. I think i've been doing things totally wrong.Basically, for the times I go to the gym, I want something that will basically tone from head to toe to add to sexual attractivenesshowever, I do not want to be like ZOMG MY MUSCALS ARE BULGING. I am a guy and I see so many other guys just working out on arms and chestI want to tone up ass, thighs, legs, and abs, too. Just be *moderately* toned all over, not superbly grossly so.As of right now i'm 6'1, 180 lbs (81 kg) , I intend to try and get to 160 lbs. I want to have a thinnish girly boy sort of look with descent bits of definition...
