what does /fit/ think about coffee or caffeine? i've always stayed away from this shit, but i'm thinking maybe a cup in the morning on off-days to help out with energy and metabolism. Any thoughts?

I hate coffee. It's shit. It'll make you feel LIKE shit after an hour or two, if it's not expresso. Expresso works smoothly for me, for some reason, but I still avoid it and drink tea instead.
