My upper body is flabby but my lower body is muscular.I ride my bike and run on a treadmill to burn calories, but I have no equipment in my house to work on upper-body strength or fat-burning.What can one do around their house that would actually work on the chest and abdomen regions?P.S. I don't have anything to keep my feet firmly on the ground for sit-ups

Crunches are good like sit ups too and don't require your feet to be on the ground, for the abs.

Your lower body is muscular because it has to cart around your hut like upper body. It's common, lots of fat fucks have huge thighs and ridiculous calves. Solution: walk on your hands.
