Grip trouble Anonymous
Im having trouble with my grip, i can feel i could do more but my grip is slipping. Best example is my Dead lift.

Any help is appreciated, thanks /fit/

Use lifting straps to help ur grip.

and work on ur 4 arms to improve ur grip.

Hang a towel from a pull up bar and hang from it as long as you can, repeat. Alternate with just hanging from the bar, etc.

Shouldnt use unless really encesarry, will not help your grip progress.

But yeah, pinch plates, grippers, roller, towl pullups...
