hi, im a 16 year old boy. Im really self conciouss about my body [inb4 underageb&]. Im really really skinny and bony to the point where my hipbones seem to stick out. I have a fast metabolism and i can never gain weight from eating.
I was wondering if theres any exercises i can do to build more muscle mass and make my body look less feminine.

Eat a lot of food, you have to gain weight to gain muscle. If you arent gaining weight its simple...you arent eatting enough. I would get on a simple strength building routine like ripptoes

Exercises don't make you gain weight. No amount.

Food makes you gain weight. Lots of food and heavy compound exercises.

And when we say "lots of food" I'm meaning start out at 3000 calories, and add on more if you don't gain any weight.

Don't be afraid to pig out on calorie dense foods, you may have to Dirty-Bulk.

You're skinny fat. You may need to correct your diet and do cardio and lifting. You don't necessarily need to increase your diet, just get the right foods in you.

He's not "I've got such a fast metabolism that I can't gain muscle skinny." He's "I've never seen a barbell in my life" skinny.

Hit the weights before eating 3k calories a day. If you don't get the results you want, then you can up your intake.
