Depends of Glycemic Index of carbs and the structure of the fats. Different carbs and fats enter the bloodstreams at different rates.
Protein is almost always harder and less efficient to digest than either fats or carbs, burning up 30% of its stated calories in the conversion process to blood sugar; but protein there are still differences: whey is the quickest to digest and casein the slowest.
Whey enters the bloodstream in 20 mins and is stored as fat if not used in around 2 hours. It's the quickest metabolizing protein. Casein can take over 4 hours.
