soup /fit/,im just starting to get in descent shape and still have some unhealthy snacks. i think my diet is pretty good but when im full i still have some coke chips and dip, or some fast food every once in a while.i hear when you give body this stuff you will never get to your full potential and will act sluggishly. im not at my full potential and i thought i was just sluggishly because im so out of shape. aside from a perfect diet you think that cutting all this useless shit out of my diet would help? or would it only hurt me once i started to reach my full potential?
