Hey /fit/I'm a skinnyfag; 5'11, 143 lbs. I've been working out for a couple months now but I've been noticing my right pec has a bit more mass than my left pec.If I want to even them out, should I do dumbbell bench press and use heavier weights with my left hand? Or should I just fuck it and continue to bench press with a barbell?

for me my biceps are the same size but my right one seems to be markedly stronger, perhaps thats party coordination, not sure.
i have the same problemi'm trying to do more reps with my left to see if it'll even it out
OP, you'll want to do a a few extra db reps in your left hand to even them up.In the future make sure you're grip on the bar is even and that the bar is centered on the bench.
Whats the best way to get better control? When i bench, i feel all wobbly. I sway a tad to the left and right, but i can still do the work out, just need more control.
