Do pushups, pull ups, and chin ups. Do all of them with close grip(hands close to shoulders) and wide grip(hands under elbows). To add weight wear a bookbag and put heavy shit in it. That's about as good as anything else if you have no equipment.
Use the 10 lb weights as pushup bars(hold them instead of putting your palms on the group). It will be easier on your wrists.
