Hi /fit/ how is everyone today? I just came here to find out if I'm on the right track with my workout plan. I posted a picture of spiderman because thats the build I eventualy want. Right now I spend 30 minutes on the treadmil(walking fast) and 30 minutes on the Eliptical, with a few random upper and lower body machines for a half hour(literary random for now). I'm 6'5, I was 190 I am now 178(or at least I hope I am I have not been at the gym in a week and a half).Also I probably dont have much muscle seeing as how before I started going to the gym in January I havent lifted anything more then my box lifting job required of me to.

I eat relativley healthly and I drink mostly water. My question is what should I do more or less of at this point and what am I currently doing wrong or right?

Lift more weights. Up the intensity of your cardio, and lower the time. Get an actual weight training regimen going - check bodybuilding.com for a variety of high-quaility beginner programs. Don't take a week and a half off of going to the gym.
