Hey, /fit/. I've decided to start exercising. My ass is probably what needs the most work.How do I make my ass better? I need to make it smaller.
Cardio, also cut out the junk food.
Lots of running, cardio exercise burns fat.No nasty foods either.
OP here, already been cutting the nasty foods. I eat salads for lunch, and I usually opt for water or whatever instead of sodas.And I guess I'll start running in the mornings now. Any other exercises you'd recommend?
Deadlifts, snatches, and ass-to-ankles backsquats.
