Turkish Get-Ups, /fit/. Should they be kicking your ass even without weight? I'm trying to find ass-kicking exercises that can be done in a relatively small space without equipment, so I'd rather not get ahold of dumbbells to do TGUs with. They don't appear to be all that difficult to do without weight, though. Am I doing it wrong?

It's pretty important to do them with some weight as the torque your arm exerts on the upper body is where most of the workout comes from.... but you could always do it with a bag of sand or a rock or something.
