A challenge appears Anon, Always thinking
Alright Ive been wanting to make one of these for a while but I may as well try.
I used to be prettttty fat like 250 at my peak at around 13-15ish. Now that alone bewilders me and makes me shudder. But anywho Ive been slowly creeping down the scale (Right now Im 20 at around 185 6'1)
I noticed I dropped alot of weight when I moved out of my moms place like 8 months ago, mostly due to the fact of lack of food. No more home cooked hardcore meals and I generally only eat one big thing a day at 6ish followed by alot of snacking by the time I go to bed which is 3am.
Im a lot less fatter then I used to be because aside from the scale I can tell because I can fit into size 32-34 pants and generally only wear medium shirts in rare occasion, a large.
Now that being said Im still fatish or flabby to be accurate. This may sound silly but I find sucking in the gut constantly helps a bit lol.
So my question is what can I do to help tone down and lose more weight?
Keep in mind I dont have weights, access to training crap, and SHIT stamina for running but with most fat people carrying around a lot of weight for a long time then dropping it I can run pretty fucking fast for a short period of time o_O

more awesome than working out alone is finding a sport you like to play with friends. I always looked for ways to stay fit but would give up since I get bored easily. Two years ago I started kung fu classes and loved it! Martial arts is an awesome way to improve yourself in a non-competative way.

running and swimming will have you shed pounds

space out your one big meal to 5 small meals, cut down on snacking. Speeds up metabolism

Coffee stains your teeth and, unless you have sombrero and ride EL BURRO to work everyday, don't drink it. An apple in the morning wakes you up better than coffee and is cheaper

keep it up for a few weeks you'll see improvements, few months and nobody will recognize you

as a female looking to avoid "muffin top" syndrome, I find (If you're mainly looking for killing the middle fat) getting on all fours and doing those one leg at a time lift things actually really, really really helps if you do it consistantly - and also, just do tons of crunches. Simple things really do work when you're starting from scratch. And when you're doing crunches, don't let your shoulders rest all the way on the ground until you CANNOT lift your tpo any more. Mmmm, feel the burn.

HOWEVER!
The dye job wasnt meant to be anything special I just wanted to dye it some random relatively dark shaded natural color.

I find you are a fucking dumbass who is trying to spot reduce fat. Which is impossible. Why does every fucking girl think there are different exercise to lose weight from different areas. Different exercises build different muscles. When losing fat the only thing that matters is that you are burning calories(eat less burn more). Where the fat comes off is based purely on your genetics.

Because working a certain area tightens the muscles, which pulls fat and skin in tighter, this is where the term "toning" comes from...it makes the area itself smaller overall.

No, you can't spot reduce fat, but you can work muscles in a specific area to tighten it up. That's just as good for most people.
