Sup /fit/, I worked out, (curls bench presses and triceps) And its been a couple days but my arms are exteremly tight and painful, this isn't the normal pain associated with it and it doesn't feel like i pulled anything. It is mostly in the tendon in the elbow and the tendon between my pec and should.


Also whenever i light wieghts with my legs (power squat, leg press and iso leg) My legs shake for a little bit after wards but are never that good sore feeling after a good workout.

is it done with a barbell?
