i need help with a schedule.

right now i do biceps and triceps one day and i do everything elsel ike abs legs chest on another day.i wait a day after words so ill usually do like monday then ill wait till Wednesday or thurs to do the other one.but idk if this is working.

and another question.does running burn muscle or something.thats what i heard?

First of all, that might be the worst split ever.
You could split all your muscles in two groups, for example

monday/thursday:chest, triceps shoulders and abs
tuesday/friday:legs, back and biceps

then have rest days wednesday and saturday / sunday;)
