The last five are your only real options. The others are out-dated, or non confirmed to be reliable.
If you're really fat, but claim to have the stamina you have you obviously- LIAR, YOU BIG FAT LIAR, CONFESS, LIAR!- need to take a grappling class so that way you won't seem so handicapped. Judo or the jits are both great ideas but they will allow you to develop the habit of throwing your weight around if you're that big. I suggest you take the Kickboxing class because one, your striking skills are still important no matter how good your grappling is, and two, it'll increase your cardio and stamina while helping you become more flexible and less unhealthy. It'll be hell, but if you got that strong will then surely- LIAR, CONFESS, LIAR- you will come out of it a better man.
If you're doing it for self defense more than fitness, think about taking more than one MA.
