Alright, so at the begging of Summer I had plans to play tennis everyday and swim everyday. Well my tennis partner and I haven't been playing to often and I haven't been swimming at all until today.

My true question is, what is the most efficient way for me to swim that will lead to weight loss?

Should I swim everyday? Should I swim until I am tired? Should I set a certain amount of laps then work my way up?

Swim until you feel you are at your limit for the day then do the same either the next day or if you are still to tired do it the day after.
