A workout that doesn't require weights. Anonymous
I need help. I haven't the money to go to a gym, but I really need to work on my fitness. I'm 18, 10 stone or 64kg or even 141pound, and I'm 5ft 6. I do judo on a Wednesday, I regularly do sets of 25 or 30 push ups, dorsal raises and triceps dips. I also do handstand push ups in sets of 10. Anything that you guys can suggest to me? Picture related, I eat them more than anything else.

Check out some Charles Atlas stuff, I think theres some in the rapidshare board for /fit/ which I just found out existed.

All bodyweight and tension exercises, and the man did not look like he didn't know what he was talking about. Thats for sure.
