sup /fit/, today is my 3rd day of my second week on the velocity diet, ive been doing really good and starting to notice big changes, but yesterday i ate like 5 sunchips and it wasny my meal day. Did i mess up /fit/? :'(

well I'm in no position to answer your question OP but I'm curious what kind of shape you were in before you started the diet and what kind of results you've seen so far.
