I did my first HIIT session today. Whoo! Anyway, to those who do HIIT, is it as miraculous as it sounds? How long before you saw some results? I'm not fat, btw, I'm lean with just a bit of pudge in the way of my abs. On a related note, since I'm lean, is HIIT a bad idea? Is it only for fatties?TL:DR, how long until I'm as sexy as this motherfucker?
I think its not good for fatties, too much pressure on the knees or something.I don't really know too much about HIIT though.
