Dear /fit/ I have been practising front flips lately and now my quads are soar as dick. So I thought It'd be better in a day but no it's not better from yesterday or today. How could I reduce the soarness?

Do some cardio within that area, it will speeden the blood flow and will "wash away" some of the acids out of your muscle.
