Let's make a long story short. I was once VERY lean and fit via parkour.Went to looneybin, got put on meds...meds made me fat and lethargic.Doing well now, refuse to take meds and need to get back in the shape I once was.What does /fit/ think about kettlebells and sprints everyday?
They aren't bad for fitness but I wouldn't do them every day--try a few times a week and do something different on the other days, like rowing, cycling, or whatever.
