Sup /fit/I hurt my lower back due to bad posture during an epic vidya session. I realize now that although I lift, I do nothing to target to core area (apparently squats dont count). So I've started doing situps, please suggest some other things for me to do to target the other core muscles spinus erection, illiowhatevers, etc.Picture not me, but related, its the area I fucked up
