Just ran my first HIIT session today.

-10 minute jog
-5 minute 30/30 second run/jog
-5 minute walk
-1 minute 30/30 second sprint/jog

I felt a pain in my lower right and right abdominals, even though I had stretched correctly
- 10 x touching toes
- 10 x flamingos
- 10 x leg extensions
- (bear with amateur definition) 10 x touching ground while legs bent

Maybe your food wasn't digested enough. I know sometimes even if I wait 3 hours after a meal to workout, I'll still get stomach cramps.
