Hey /fit/ I need to lose the fat on my thighs and my bitch tits.

When I run I use mostly my calves, and let me tell you, they're ripped.

But my fucking thighs rub and chafe, and I can't do shit about it.
Bitch tits I just don't know what to do about.

If you're concerned about running, then buy some Underarmor for your calves. It prevents chafing like no other. Use baby powder, too.

Do situps and pushups. Worried about bitch tits? Pushups are your answer.

Diet well. Eat a balanced meal at the correct times. Google will help you with this.

P90X, for being really faggy, is actually pretty good when it comes to different exercises. I used it to drop a shitload of weight and tone up. You can torrent it from ThePirateBay.

Buy some vaseline (or any greasy moisturiser) and lather the inside of those thighs before you go running. Baby powder after you shower, chafing shouldnt be a problem.
