Sup /fit/, what caloric ratio of protein/carbs/fats do you eat? What ratio is best for bulking and building muscle. I already consume a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight, I just don't know what to do with the carbs and fats.

Today I've had 40% protein, 30% carbs, 30%, fats.
