I weigh 360 pounds. I'm fucking sick of it. I know I should eat right and exercise.

The problem is, I really don't know what to eat/how to exercise, since I've been a fatass for pretty much my entire life.

Go walk, drink only water, stop eating junk, don't eat at night. When you've lost enough weight, go jog. Don't attempt it at your current weight, you'll crush your knees.
You could also pick up a bike that can carry your weight and ride it for an hour or 2 a day.

If you are serious about losing weight and getting fit you have to realize that you will be going through a life change. Obviously whatever your doing right now isnt working so heres some tips.
1) meet with a doctor and get a physical, this is the best place to start when beginning a complete body overhaul. He can tell you your body fat, weight, and with a blood test, your cholesterol. Ask him about proper diet and exercising.
2) walk more. Walking is probably the best way to start exercising if you've never exercised before.(you obviously havent)
3) get into a daily ritual. Make it a point to exercise every day at least a half hour.
4)STOP EATING SO MUCH. Figure out your daily allowance or carbs and cholesterol from your doc and stick with that. If you are still hungry drink water. Wrestlers do this to curd appetite and it works. lots and lots of water will help.

If you really want to lose weight you have to be able to commit to it. This cant be just some hobby. This will become a huge part of your life. Just keep with it and maybe you will be able to post your new body on /fit/

i recently decided that i had to lose weight, since i am a fat fuck also, im 6'6 and 340lbs

my friends told me to start off by walking/jogging 5-6 times a week, or lifting weights for 30-45 minutes every day, then walking/jogging every other day.

but the way to make yourself motivated, try putting up postit notes or reminders to make you go outside(on fridge, computer, toilet), if that doesnt work, set an alarm to go off the same time everyday to remind you to go outside, try bringing a gameboy or an ipod with you walking to keep your attention grabbed, because of doing the same thing everyday without entertainment will stray you off.

Alright you donkey, start by cutting out the shit from your diet.

Small meals rather than 3 large ones.

Get at least 7-8 hours of sleep a day, at the same time all week.

Get your pale vampire ass out in the grass/neighborhood and start doing cardio related activites. Or join an active club at your university.
