Well what does /fit/ recomend me doing for losing weight at a healthy rate because it's getting annoying being huge lol. Just looking for a way to get rid of showing fat and look good.
>>459858No go. The body only knows two modes: Break-shit-down-mode and build-shit-up-mode. Losing fat belongs to the former, gaining muscle to the latter. You can never be in both modes at once efficiently. The best case scenario is losing ONLY fat and maintaining 100% of the muscle you already have. And even that's no easy feat.

>>459891Lol personally I'd recommend Atkins diet (eat only meat and eggs) But /fit/ fags probably won't approve. Yeah it's unhealthy. But it's very easy to do and works pretty well (did for me). Then when you have your desired weight: LIFT HEAVY to pound some shape into your malnourished husk and eat normally. Have to be extra-careful to not gain weight though.
