o here is what you do jump up run into your living room and left something any thing but make it big the bigger the better just lift it up and down a bunch of times and you will get stronger i also suggest go I've on a farm farm boys are hela strong lifting 50lb bales of hay for 5 or 6 hours straight and shit and eat lots of cows ya cows are good they make you stronger and smarter and shit like that and um um um um ya just lift heavy thing up and down then up then down then go dig a hole threw rock with your fist!!! cant do this? then do push up and while your doing push ups eat a big mac this will make you strong and um um um ya that all i got good luck buddy i hope you get huge like xbox lol101001ll11111

Power cleans are also very good for explosiveness and strength.
