Hello, /fit/

I am very [chubby / overweight / obese] as you can tell by the picture. I currently weigh [current weight] and am [height] tall. I've decided to [get a gym membership / start running or lifting / start playing obscure sport]. What do you recommend I do to start losing weight. I want to burn off as much as possible in the shortest amount of time. What type of foods do you think I should eat? How do I get a 6-pack?

I didn't even know it was physically possible to prefer PBS. Honestly, if you're going to treat yourself to some booze once or twice a week, break out more than 60 cents a can.
