1. Is it good that I just entered my second month of working out and I'm at 286 pounds. When I first started I was at 300 pounds.

keep eating pizza once a week like you have..it'll mix your system so it doesn't stabilize to the situation.

it's actually recommendable to eat one day a week some whatever.

(as long as you keep healthy the rest week and no "dieting" just working out and eating healthy with protein)
