This is my first time posting, so be nice please?
I am 19, female, 5'4'', and about 115-120 pounds. i would like to loose weight in my thighs. i want to jog or bike, but i am afraid it would increase the size of my thighs

go for long distance running / biking - endurance workouts will lose the weight and the most muscles you'll be getting will be your lean ones as long as you're focusing on long-distance workouts.

I really can't imagine you'd have much body mass at all at 115 lbs even if you're 5'4. But anyway, doing that kind of exercise isn't going to increase the size of anything. It's hard to gain size, especially for women. Focus more on a tight, well-planned hypocaloric diet, imo.
