/fit/.

I've suffered with eating disorders my entire life, and as I slowly recover, I find myself unsure how normal people eat.

Today I consumed:

Fruit smoothie/cookie
Another fruit smoothie/large soft pretzel
2 Reeses peanut butter cups
1 piece of toast

Is this too much? Too little?

I'm not bullshitting here, I actually don't know. Any advice would be great.

Comment too long. Clickhereto view the full text.

I'm a skinny motherfucker, and that would still leave me hungry as one meal.

I was going to just post in that thread, but OP is dieting with the purpose of losing weight, and I honestly don't want to touch on that subject.

I'm actually quite full from it.

I think I need to retrain my body to feel hunger pangs, as ridiculous as that sounds.

More veg, more protiens like egg whites.

I'm recovering too. Try to stick to foods that you're okay with, and try eating at least three times a day. I know it's hard to get used to, but it'll come.

I actually eat around five times a day, three was never enough for me since I think about food all the time.

The problem is, I'm a extremely picky eater -- even the smell of most savory, protein-rich foods makes me gag, I seriously can't imagine actually eating them. This doesn't have anything to do with weight-loss either, I've had food selectivity and refusal since I was born.

Eggs, no. Meat, no. Garlic and other strong-tasting vegetables and herbs, no. I can't do sandwiches either, just thinking about the soggy bread makes me feel ill.

Basically I can eat fruit, some vegetables, plain carbs, desserts, soy milk and... That's about it.

I need more protein, but I'm unsure of how to get it. Do shakes and bars actually work, or are they snake water?

how about jizz you cock sucking little faggot emo?

fitness isn't meant to be fun. sometimes you have to act like an adult and eat things you don't like.

deal with it.

Holy fuck you're picky OP. Maybe the fact fact that you're starving yourself to death is just nature's way of removing you from our gene pool.

Go back to /b/, faggots. In case your pathetic, peurile mind-nubs hadn't noticed, people don't come to /fit/ to be butt-hurt plebians desperately suckling the omnipresent teat of their crippling inferiority complexes.

I know someone like you. It's funny that you mentioned fruit smoothies and soft pretzels in your OP. My friend eats that for lunch every single day.

Breakfast: Toast with honey
Lunch: Fruit Smoothie and maybe big soft pretzel
Dinner: Cheese pizza.

I think he gets all his protein from cheese actually. Due to his picky palette he is very short, only about 5'4. He's 25 now, too late to change that.

you're an idiot - and exactly the reason why so many people never get or stay fit. I have always been pretty fit I bike race some time ago and a year ago I went back to it. One of the first thing I did was get a trainer. Who changed my diet - no, no, no -not some stupid drink smoothies thing. I wasn't eating to much. I was eating too little! I have been eating about 3300-3500 calories and I LOST weight over the last year. Was 185 and now I am 173. I am 6' 3" and all of it; the gym, the riding and the eating was fun. If there were exercises I didn't like, I found some that did the same that I did

Look, if you don't want to eat food, you won't ever get fit or healthy. What you need to do is become a rock star. Seriously. You'll never eat, only do drugs and get laid till you die at 40. You are going to die at 40 anyway with your faggy habits, so why not make it worth your time?

Too little. Try and eat more veggies and fruits - gradually increase it over a fortnight to eating 2 serves of fruits and five serves of veggies per day. http://www.gofor2and5.com.au/

For protein, have you thought about whey or tofu?
