Tomorrow I have to ride my bike for 20 miles in the hot sun, then walk 3 miles, then finally stand at a concert for another 2 and a half hours. Build, wise I'm an ectomorph: tall and skinny. That being said I do have pretty good endurance.Still I'm not particularly looking forward to this. Besides getting a good nights sleep and staying hydrated tomorrow, what can I do so I'll have enough energy for the ride/walk, as well as the concert after those two? In addition, what should I eat tonight to have energy for tomorrow?Thanks Anon

bring mixed nuts/seeds/raisins. the combo protein + carbs will provide both sustaining energy as well as quick release energy respectively.
Stay home.
Buy some ephedrine pills, caffeine pills, and aspirin.ECA stack, motherfucker.Endless energy.Oh, and be prepared to die of exhaustion afterwards.
