1. don't eat breakfast. That or just drink Juice or Milk in the morning. it will tide you over till lunch. Fruit is always good for the morning from the natural sugar it contains. This will start you off energized like you would off a bowl of frosted flakes. 2. Sandwitch with max 5 slices of meat and 2 slices of cheese + Water for lunch. Small amount of veggies are always good here. A handful of carrots for example. 3. Supper is loose, vary it up. always have a veggie and since you're trying to loose weight, a lean form of protein.
Now everyone's metabolism is different so this could not work for you, and even if it does, since you are (assuming) used to eating a bit more than I do, this will leave you a little hungry during the first few weeks.
There is no way that 1 "diet" will work for you. because my metabolism is very high, i could eat 4 hamburgers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a 32oz coke at each one and not gain a freaking ounce. (particularly annoying when I wanted to play American Football and Rugby...) So try around. If you're not wanting to do serous work, then stick with a "diet" for about a month. If you loose weight within that month, (time from start to the end of the month, none of this every day crap), then stick with that diet. if you want to loose more, just lessen up something.
