Seriously:
1. No need to jog. At your current state, you should be walking 2+ miles (jogging if you can manage it) a day. 2. NO FAST FOOD. MINIMALIZE STARCHES/CARBS, NO SNACKS, NO FRIED FOOD, NO DAIRY (other than skim milk and cottage cheese), NO SODA/JUICE.
Do this for however long you can and note that healthy weight loss is ~2lbs/wk. Anything over that means you're losing water, bone, or muscle, which just means you're gonna gain it back later or get sick. Perseverence is the most important ingredient.
