Hey /fit/.I'm doing stronglifts, and on the pullups day it says 3xF.I can only manage like 7 on the first set, 4 on the second, and maybe 2 or 3 on the third.Should I switch to a resistance band or is this enough to generate progress on pullups for me?Like, eating well and with a reasonably linear rate of growth how soon should I be able to do fifteen in the first set?

Stronglifts is a retarded and worse version of starting strength.Do starting strength with the assistance exercises.
