/fit/, what's a good way to increase appetite?

Over the past few weeks, I've had a serious problem maintaining an appetite. I can't remember the last time I actually ate and finished three square meals in a day. I usually just pick at food now and only take in about 1000-1200 calories a day. I really don't want my metabolism to go to shit, even though it probably already has.

I'm about 5'7" and weigh 128lbs. I used to be able to put down a good amount of food throughout the day. Now I'm lucky if I can even finish what's in front of me.

just eat gradually eat more and more everyday (like adding toast, or one more egg for breakfast)until you're at a level where you're not anorexic or obese
