Morning workout /fit/?Does it affect negatively to my muscle gain if I do, let's say, 30 sit-ups and 30 push-ups every morning when I wake up? On top of the basic exercise which I do every second day, 3x 25push-ups, 3x sit-ups etc.I'm quite confused about all of this so could you possibly enlighten me?
Yes. Your muscles need time to recover from exercise. Doing push-ups everyday keeps that from happening.
