I do Pull ups and cardio every day. 3x10 pull ups and 20 to 30 mins cardio, depending on my time availability.
Diet: 1 bowl of cereal with 1,6%fat milk(breakfast)-2 hard boiled eggs(10-ish)-meat (be it chicken/bovine.no fat) with carbs (varying a lot)-15:00 fruit-18:00 fruit-20:00 100grs chicken breast- dinner(22:00-ish) meat(whichever I didn't have at lunch) with lettuce, carrot, and onion salad. amidoinitrite? I'm also taking Ripped max since monday with my lunch.
also, before pic. this was around a year and a half ago. I lost 60 ish pounds on atkins in 4 months. It was horrible. Got to 72 pounds total weight loss. Regained around 22 between muscle-fat. 5'5, minimum weight was 145, max was 218. I'm at 170 now.
