Rate the last meal I had (cooked by myself) on a healthy scale.

- Fried Rice

About chicken breast, Is it bad to fry it in the pan with olive oil? Or would another method be healthier?

I'm no chicken expert, but I prefer shit grilled. A good rule of thumb is Everything > Frying.

Just throw it in the oven with some seasoning on it.
I usually do something like garlic/black pepper/salt all over it, in the oven for 30 minutes.
