The important thing is to keep in mind that our bodies should be eating the things that our bodies were naturally intended to digest. Keep all processed foods and artificial ingredients to a minimum if you can. Also make sure you incorporate plenty of soluble fiber into your diet. Believe me when I tell you this, what you eat governs how your body works, how much weight you will lose or gain, how your immune system stacks up and the health of every bone, organ and cell in your body. You wouldn't want to put watered-down gasoline in your car instead of the real thing, would you?
