Challenge time! I'm a girl who's looking to both bulk up and get insanely strong. I started lifting weights a little less than a year ago (a total noob, but I got better with time, lots of research and asking the trainers at the gym for tips), when I weighed 90 kg.

Right now I'm at 87 kg. Now here' the challenge. I DON'T want to lose any weight. I want to keep my weight as stable as possible, but get rid of the fat and build muscle.

My gym card went out recently, and until I get my paycheck I figured maybe trying changing my routine for better results. I do deadlifts, squats (with low weight, I'm recovering from a knee operation still), press ups, dumbbell rows and a variety of other excercises depending on how much time I have left. Routine stays within 40 mins.

Tl;dr: How do I get killer legs and arms like the woman in the pic?

You'll find it easier to first bulk up on muscle and than lose the fat or vice-versa.

It's possible to do both at the same time but it's definitely easier and more efficient to do it one step at a time.

Also, more power to you and all that, but why would you want to become a testosterone-riddled no-tits body builder bitch? Maybe try crossfit or something, you'd become stronger, fitter, and you'd look better.
