Hey /fit/,I'm a 5'9", 169lb 18 year old who doesn't necessarily want to gain any muscle mass, just wants to lose enough wait so that my stomach is flatter for summer. I estimated that maybe 15 lbs was enough to achieve this, but I'm not really sure the best way to achieve that.Right now my plan is to walk to places around town instead of drive and eat less than my normal portions for my meals.Is this a right way to go? Anything else I can do speed it up without having to go out of my way to much exercise? Think my estimate is off? Looking for any help I can get. And sorry for the pic.
