Hey /fit
I work at applebee's (yes its me again...) and this isn't my first time getting dry skin but it is the worst its been (even when I was dishwashing 5 days a week) its to the point where its almost hurts to move my hands, and the skin is breaking apart

Suggestions please to help put some moisture in these hands as I work the next 5 days in a row >_>

Neutrogena Norwegian Formula is the most badass hand cream there is. It comes in a little pocket sized tube, just get one and carry it with you. That shit will demolish dry skin. You might look gay whipping it out to put some on but it's worth it.

Put on a thick layer of moisturizing lotion, then wear latex gloves over them while working. Tell them you have an open cut on your hands.

Put a really thick layer of lotion on your hands at night right before you go to sleep, and then sleep with socks on your hands. Sounds retarded but works wonders.

What I personally do is grab a huge gob of vaseline, rub it all over my hands and then sleep with cotton gloves over it. Put on more than you think you'll need, as your skin will absorb it. Drug stores usually sell cotton gloves for a buck or two if you look in the beauty section, a little traumatic but worth it to get your hands to stop bothering you. Just do that, my suggestion is to try vaseline and if that doesn't work hard enough try some of the more expensive hand cream stuff that others recommended (no need to shell out cash if the good old stuff works), and when you wake up in the morning, just wash your hands after you take off the gloves, your skin absorbs all of it but is a bit greasy feeling when you first take them off. Good luck!!

Get Bag Balm. Trust me on this one.

Forgot to add, whether they're old socks or gloves or whatever, make sure they're COTTON. If they don't breathe then you're ruining whatever you put on your hands, and cotton can go in the laundry no problem if they ever get gummy on you.
