Sup /fit/,I need some help. I've been on a steady program for about 7 months and 2 weeks ago I had some major life changes. I also inherited a weight machine (fairly recent, great quality) and a super-techy treadmill (has an lcd screen/internet access to download workouts, videos, etc).I am really not sure how to be MOST affective with my time. everyone says 'HIIT', but I'm really not sure how to tailor it to me. I am 5'11", 170 lbs, and i'm looking to lose 15 to 20 lbs + bulk up w/ muscle a bit.I think i just need a bit of guidance, because every time i ask, the only answer i get is "hiit and free weights". Also, I have ABSOLUTELY NO ACCESS to free weights =[Thanks!
