Should I throw my scale out, /fit/? I'm sure I check it more than seven times a day... I think it's been really destroying me, too, because I've been plateauing for two weeks now, which has made me pretty depressed. Also, I think I'm going to get one of those old school scales for my new one, not the digital ones. I find the digital ones, which show decimals, often change up their numbers too much, while the normal ones just give you the basic number, and doesn't keep jumping.

check your weight every week and also look at yourself in the mirror as long asyou don't have a mental disorder where you see things that are not reall you should have no problems.
