Hey /fit/ I have been working out some time now and I only seem to build arm and pecs.

I do about 120 crunches a day and im as flat as a 7 year old girls chest
>> Anonymous
Exactly what kind of crunches do you do?

Don't consider this a troll post, but you're probably doing it wrong.

Or you're just not eating enough/the right foods...

I'd bet on the not doing it right.

Then explain in more detail

What should I eat and how can I do it wrong?
>> Anonymous
I need help with this

Get a decline bench. Crunch with weights held to your chest.
>> Anonymous
Get someone to look at how you're doing it.

YOU MAY NOT EVEN NOTICE that your:

Knees are swerving.

Your feet aren't properly angled.

etc etc.

Doing things in the wrong position are not just NOT beneficial to muscle growth, but also can be damaging.

You need less than 5% total body fat to see abs.

It sucks, /co/mrade, but thems the breaks.

Wha?

I thought it depends on fat distribution (according to your genes) as well.

Well I do have high metabolism

I used to do a SHIT LOAD of crunches.

In one session I did 500.

It took at least 2 months (probably a set of 100 3-4 times a week) before I gained like the definition of a six-pack and the outline out of one. (I'd call it almost a one pack or 'two pack' at best)

I never properly got six-package, because I got lazy and stopped, now I just have a hard stomach that I like to punch sometimes to remind me of what I used to have ;_;

Yeh, 5% seems very wrong.

How does someone even stand up with that little fat on their bones?

I was under the impression professional ballet dancers (females) were around the 9% body fat mark, on average.

That could also be the case, but I'm under the impression that you need a ridiculously low body fat percentage to get anything resembling abs.

I have a outline that only shows when I eat a lot of food

Mine shows when I breathe, so I must be getting close!

Maybe it was 15% lol.
