i cant keep my lower back arched while doing ass-to-grass squats, what kinds of stretches can i do to fix this?

also stretch groin and hams, and increase thorasic vertebrae mobility

Go into a full squat without any weight, and hold on to the side of the squat rack.

Move around, and try and stretch out your hip flexors, that's most likely where your problem is.

More heavy squats.

Really focus on keeping a tight arch the entire way down and you'll gain all the flexibility you need specific to squatting.
