/fit/ just wondering if I can get any help, but I'm not in dire need.

I'm 6'4" - 6'5" AND 255 Lbs. I go to the gym every day for a half an hour, run/walk on the treadmill for a mile and work on my bi/triceps for the rest of the time. I eat generally healthy, Wheat pasta + bread, skim milk and such.

What does /fit/ recommend for me? My man-tits have disappeared and my muscles are slowly becoming defined.

Should I just keep it up, or is there a change I should make?

(By the way, love the new board)

Pic related, as I wish to be him.

OP here, oh wow. I already follow most of that.

Biceps, serve one purpose. And that is looks. Real men work out more than just their bi's and tri's. And when your biceps are bigger than your quads, it's sad. So you better step up to the squat rack son.

Good advice, and appreciated. And quite honestly, the only reason I'm doing this is for looks, people don't fight me, I don't have any need for being physically fit other than aesthetics. Unless, of course, there's another draft. But still, thanks for the advice.

Also: Did you really just call me son? Really?

the asshole is right, OP. If you care about looks, you should focus on building up all of your muscles, not just your bi/tris. Gyms usually have promotions for free trainer consultations. Use them to formulate a complete weekly workout...

or just search online.

What exactly do you do for your Bi/Tri's? Just isolation stuff like curls and extensions?

I'd suggest you do chin-ups and pushups (if you're not already doing them) to work your Bi/Tris and you'll be using your back and chest muscles. As 5509 said do squats too, dont forget about your lower body, lots of big groups of muscles down there.
