Get these for your push-ups. Do hammer curls. Start stretching your forearms after using da computer and workouts. If the pain is constant, see a doctor.

Fuck her
i used to get pains in my wrist and hands from curls/benchpresses, but what i did was i just padded them and manned up. Then slowly, week after week, take some of the padding away until your hands get used to it.
>>356623sorry.. my english isnt that good.. what exactly do u mean by padding them? wrapping something around them?or like this stuff?
>>356642I used Duct Tape, but yeah I'd assume something like what you showed would work. You can take layers off with Duct Tape tho =D

>>356644oki tried all of the curls and the hammer curls seem prett nice but im not sure if the wrist curls are getting it better.i tried it with bandages and if they are tight enough the wrist feels better.. but i guess it somehow stops the blood flowing.. any tips how to wrap them?
