I just got a high ankle sprain playing basketball today. I walk with a limp and my range of foot movement is limited. I'll probably have to stay off of it for a few days...This kind of throws a wrench into my cardio plans. What should I do so I can still get my cardio work done while taking it easy on my foot?

Second the vote for rowing. Also swimming might be a good idea. Good cardio with low impact on your joints.
