hey /fit/ i fucked up in the gym because i was being careless. my mind was somewhere else and i hurt my lower back. there is some pain but it is by no means debilitating. infact it doesnt hurt that much at all but i still feel like i pulled something. i heard that a slipped disc is really painful but im not sure. could there b a chance that i slipped a disc in my lower back? so far the only trouble i have is just bending over to pick things up off the floor and not even that much trouble.

Stop training until you see a doctor. If the doctor finds anything, what's a few months off. But if you keep lifting injured you could potentially be fucked up for years.
