It's a good start. However, you still need to increase your exercise periodically. Once your current workout stops being a real effort, do more, whether it be increasing your weight load or walking more. Try a bit more cardio, since that's what burns the calories most. Weights are important too, though, so don't be afraid to go up a notch once you get used to the small ones. I commend you for cutting out sugary drinks. That was a big problem for me initially.
