working out every 2nd day is good, full body every 2nd day is good if you're a beginner, if you haven't been working out for 1 year you're a beginner. full body workouts are superduper, and you must always go all the way, when your sore the next workout it's a good thing, just warm up your muscle so the soreness dissappears.
