if you wana work abs you need to do "reverse crunches" google or youtube that shizzle right there, but unfortunatly you can't really say "i dont really like working out, so its not an option"
it diddnt take you a day to gain that weight so its not gonna take you a day to lose it.
you can't target areas of your body to lose weight from either, you need to do full body workouts for this to become effective.
as for the eating, you dont need to starve yourself, just watch what you eat and be sensible with eating patterns, its simple maths, if you burn more calories than you eat, then you'll lose weight.
if you want to lose weight faster than running, do free weight training. you wont gain insane muscle unless you up your protein intake to insane levels.
