What's up just lookin to share/post tips, etc...

lately I've been following the ABS diet that i saw online. I've only lost about 20lb in 4 months, but many of my clothes fit better. The plan consists of a group of power foods I've been trying to stick to. (nutrient dense, low calorie)
I try to eat alot of fish and eggs. Also quinoa (high protein grain) and assorted canned/fresh vegetables. I supplement with shakes on days I workout (4 times a week). I always have bottled water on hand. I workout at home, but it's too cold to go outside where i live to run right now. Do drink on weekends, looking to cut back on that (nobody quits, right?)

Anyone have fat burning tips or powerfood recipes?

i just realized I mistyped. I did not mean dont eat food at all. I meant dont eat deserts and other stuff that basically satiates a sweet tooth.

Eating is good for you....

You seem to have the food bit mostly covered. A dessert once in a while is alright, as long as it isn't every day or anything.
Wholegrain products are superior as well.
Quinoa is awesome stuff, I'm trying to get used to it myself.
Drinking is good to cut back on, but the dangerous part is what you eat during and the day after mostly.
Tuna, salmon and chicken is good stuff, peanut butter is awesome as well.

Look up your BMR is the first step. Google it.

Eat that exact amount of calories or as close as you can get. It is better to go over than eat less. Keeping to your BMR, drinking lots of water, and exercise are the only way to lose fat.

This isn't to lose weight which is fucking stupid to do anyway.

I find it tough to keep track of calories in foods without lables (oranges, chix breast, basically anything unpackaged) so that's why i haven't really gone with that route. Any rules of thumb you can recommend?
