Hey /fit/

I'm going to start working out, mostly to gain strength as I'm a skinnyfag (5'5", 125 lbs to be exact). I don't have money for a gym membership right now thanks to college, but a roommate has a Bowflex Power Pro, so I intend to use that. Also, sometime laster today, I was going to go get some Whey Protein powder from Target (Body Fortress, 2lbs for $13; cheap compared to the local fitness place.) I would like /fit/'s opinion on my starting workout.

Day One
Bench Press (5 sets, 5-8 reps)
Bicep Curl (5 sets, 5-8 reps)
Crunch (40-50 normal, 40-50 crossover)

Day Two
Seated Row (5 sets, 5-8 reps)
Tricep Press (5 sets, 5-8 reps)

This is just a basic idea, I intend to occasionally mix it up with burpees, pullups, etc. I have realized that it sucks being a skinnyfag, so I really want to fix it and become stronger/more athletic. What does /fit/ think?

I don't have money to afford a gym membership, otherwise I would. :(

Once I get some spare cash that's what I'm doing.

Any serious advice?

No, because that's not a serious workout plan

You could do bodyweight squats at the very least, or pistols if you have the balance for it...you don't necessarily need a gym membership

besides, doesn't your college have a fitness center? most do...look into it

buy a barbell and weights. You can get that shit cheap. I've heard it's really cheap on craigslist or someshit like that
