I never ever mesaure for it really anymore, but I'm guessing around 3/4ths cup ice, 3/4 cup carrots, 1/2 cup peaches, 1/2 cup pineapple, 1 banana, ~1 cup skim milk, 2-3 T peanut butter, 1 scoop of protein powder, and 1/2 cup cottage cheese. Sometimes I add about 1/4-1/2 cup quick oats as well.
it's pretty fuckwin imo but too much pineapple can ruin it.
