Opinions?

Also, does anyone have shares/torrents of the Eating for Life book?

Omg, my mom brought that out for me, becaase I needed some inspiration.
My favorite is the the husband that had the brain tumor (who bulked up) and his wife who gained weight while he was in a coma, then slimmed down...

The big things to take from that book are:
1) Write shit down. Meals, exercise, everything (try fitday.com, it remembers what you did/ate last so it's easy to use). It helps keep you honest and on track for your goals.
2) If you fuck up, don't derail everything. Get right back on the next day.
3) Eat and exercise often. I like to eat constantly, so I do what they recommend and eat 6 small meals a day. And working out everyday (whether it be cardio or weights) will help burn calories everyday, but not get you burned out.

Great book for motivation. Don't worry if your program varies from the one inside; what's important is the stuff>>42222
touched on.

Does especially well for people who aren't meatheads to begin with.
