Alright /fit/ I admit it I'm a fatty a huge one to be exact I have gained almost 150 pounds in the past two years and I hate myself for it I used to be able to run up a fucking wall and do a flip goddammit now I all I want is to lose the weight so I am going to adopt a healthy 1500-1600 calorie diet and a intense workout schedule of one hour of cardio and one hour of strength is my plan flawed or do you guys have any helpfull tips

Eat often to keep you metabolism up.
Don't starve yourself, it doesnt work long-term

- Eat mostly vegetables and fruit, with small amounts of lean protein
- Work up to 1.0-1.5 hours of exercise five days a week--walking is good, and calisthenics are important. The US Marine Corps has their "Daily 16" circuit of exercises, so try Googling that for more information.
