Yo /fit/. I recently increased my workout from just running to include jump roping bicycle crunches and deep knee bends, and started running for an hour instead of 30 minutes. Unfortunately my knees hurt like FUCK and it kind of stings when I walk. Should I tone it down?
Step down with the running and see if it gets better.
Less running more lifting.
Do you run on your toes only or do you go heel toe?
