If you can't get to a gym you're really going to have buy some basic equipment. You can buy a generic bench with plastic weights that go up to about 40kg, then put your own bar with metal plates on when you reach that limit. Total cost = ~$200. Plus a set of dumbells with adjustable weights so you can stack one bar up to 17.5kg only costs about $40. It's a good start, but until you get that stuff I'd advise buying a jump rope, and just using that, doing various forms of pushups and situps, and running or swimming if you have access to a pool.
