Wrong. True, you will experience a small (keyword SMALL) amount of muscle growth, but these are called newbie gains for a reason: they only last a short time.
The fact of the matter is, is that gaining lean muscle mass is very hard to do. It takes a rock solid diet, a consistent, smart training program and years of determination. You aren't going to pick up some weights then one day look in the mirror and realize you've suddenly become a meathead.
Honestly, saying you don't want to gain muscle to look like a bodybuilder is like saying you're afraid to touch a piano because you don't want to be a virtuoso. It doesn't fucking work like that.
