what is wrong with my torso? this terrible uneven hour glass figure will NOT go away.

(try to ignore the terrible stretch marks, lost 110 pounds and my skin is fucked)

yeah, i've lost every ounce of muscle i didn't have getting to where i am so far. i've been under the assumption that it was better to get skinny first, then start lifting.

OP I was exactly where you were man, I lost 95lbs and had a terrible hour glass body. You are going to have to do a slow clean bulk and build strength and mass for your body to look how you want. Then cut the fat away gain

Great work on the fat loss OP. Now start lifting and keep up progress on fat loss and the hour glass shape will go away. You just have a high bf% still, and that's the way your body carries it.

This thread is relevant to my interests.

For someone left with this type of shape after losing weight, is bulking to 'even out' the only option to look normal? Is there no way to get a slim figure?
