HIIT Question Anonymous
Hey /fit/, would like to start HIIT today.

Am wondering if 4 cycles of 30 secs sprint, and 1 min walk are a good start? and gradually increase with more cycles?

Any tips? Thx in advance

Don't worry, every 300lb fatass who's only exercise is masturbation can do HIIT for 15 minutes so you have nothing to worry about.

most people on this board don't even do HIIT correctly.

just do 45 minutes of LISS. the difference is very minimal.

I do 15 calorie/30 second intervals of 3 mph to 11 or 1 mph. if you can't handle another interval after 5 or 6 or so, then just walk or jog for awhile then do an interval when you can.

There's no 'set' requirement for interval training, its totally personal.
