I add Stevia (to sweeten it) and fruit. Sometimes I'll use honey or maple syrup as well.

Adding chocolate protein powder, or other flavored protein powders is a nice way to flavor oatmeal and add protein to the meal.

Okay niggers, listen up. I've been eating oatmeal for 20 years and I've come up with the perfect ingredients. Fiber, protein, vitamins, the whole nine and it tastes delicious, is vegan/dairy free, and will fill you up.

Regular Quaker Oats
Zen Vanilla Soy Milk
Dark Brown Sugar
Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread
Dried Strawberries or Blackberries

Instant fucking win. Vary the amount of soy milk for soupiness or lack thereof.
