hey fit, can you mark off 100m, 200m, 400m distances on a standard track for me?

I want to time myself in some sprints to see how the SQUATZ have helped my lower body muscle. The 100m is the most confusing for me because there are so many lines close to one another on that straightaway.

the straightway are 100m, just like the curves, but the straightway only have the straight line to show it's distance
