How long does /fit/ usually spend on their workout?

Mine are 1 hour and they seem short. Loads of threads on what music you listen to or eating during a workout make me think its usual to spend a lot longer on it?

About an hour is right if you're lifting. Any longer and your hormonal response goes into the toilet.

Mine are half an hour, on average. Purging isolation exercises makes things go a bit quicker.

From my run to my lifting to my ab ripper x it's about 1 hour 30 minutes. Depends on how I feel though, it may be be longer if my run is longer or i'm lazier or it may be shorter if I am lazy and don't run as far and go through my lifting fast.

shit i went 46 minutes today and had to stop midway through because i was about to throw up and was in the stages of panic breathing, one more round i would've probably died.

Workout: 11(did 5, all rows under 54 secs) rounds: Row 250m, 5x ankles-to-bar, 10x push-ups, 15x KB Swings @ 30# then 1 minute rest

1 hour is fine. i only spend 30-45 minutes on my weight lifting and i'm seeing good results.
