Hello thar, fitfags.
I bring you a question/problem. I cannot straighten my legs upward for the fifer scissors or the toes to heaven in the p90x ab ripper x. Why is this and how can I improve the flexibility in my legs?

did you do any stretches or anything? I think I overworked my quads to the point of muscle imbalance with my hamstrings back in my soccer days...

what i would personally do is lay down for the fifer scissors, lift my legs, and straighten my legs with my arms for a few seconds so that my muscles would recognize the position. after knowing what it felt like to have them straight, it was easier to just mimic the movement. maybe this'll help...dunno tho...
