my triceps are very weak, for example i cant do a triceps kickback with 20lb dumbbells. what can i do to strengthen these bastards? all i have are dumbbells, lowest weight 12-15 pounds (two 5 pound weights and the bar is solid, purdy heavy) and an extra heavy resistance band. oh and the resistance band kicked my ass when i stepped on it with 1 foot to try to mimic a triceps kickback


as you might be able to tell i dont know what im doing. halp i need strong triceps.

you do french curls sitting up, with your arm above your head holding the dumbbell. it feels odd at first but you get used to it, just don't knock yourself in the head with the weight.

dips are superior to all of those, you can use your bed to dip, but a hard surface is better like a bench at the park.
