Hey /fit/ I'm just begging to work out and bulk up (currently weigh 108 lbs at 6' 1" lol) and my friend told me that to gain muscle fast I should take a creatine supplement and some sort of whey protein. Is this combo good enough?

Not to a certain extent because, a lot of creatine supplaments contain chemicals that really your body dose not even use because it dose not recognize the chemicals and it just digest the chemicals out, and since those supplements are not evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, they may not even work, your better off going with Organic Whey Protine and Muscle Enhancers, that is the best way to go. Stay away from the un-natural shit.

I've tried that, and I've tried not doing anything except eating. I just cant seem to gain fat. But I worked out for about a week a little and gained 2 lbs. so I figure muscle is the only way I can gain weight.

dont worry to much about suppliments when your just starting out. Eat a shitload of food! More than you ever have in your life. After a few weeks/months then yeah whey+creatine would be a good combo or mix creatine with a simple carb.

Eat a lot of meat. I mean, a WHOLE lot of meat. If you're worried about cholesterol, eat poultry, but eat more poultry than you would red meat. Don't eat a lot of fried meat, that's bad for you. Eat a lot of grilled meat. Also, while you're eating all this meat, eat salads too or else you're going to take a shit that can pierce Chobham armor.

Creatine you can take whenever, it doesn't make a difference, whey is recommended right after work out while your body is needy of materials to repair/replenish itself.

OP, you might want to speak to a nutritionist or your doctor first. They can plan you out some stuff before you go gung ho. You are in an incredibly low BMI index, and might have some enzyme deficiencies that you are unaware of. If you are cleared to go, then yeah, protein up, carb up, fat up, do it all. Eat and sleep as serious as your workout. More actually.

Bullshit bullshit. I used to be 6'0 110, and I'll be damned if somebody tells me nobody could be that skinny. And to OP don't tell me you can't gain weight, because I know what it's like to be THAT skinny, and somehow I managed to put on 40 pounds with hard fucking work. I ate 6 meals a day and worked out 4-5 times a week.
