Hey /fit/ I'm a weightlifting and In OK shape but I want to start running. Was thinking of doing that 1 minute walking and 1minute running then building up.

But is there anything I can get that will bleep and/or vibrate to let me know when a minute is up? and that I can adjust to do 1minute bleep then 2 minute

ooooooooor, you could edit a playlist on an ipod or whatnot and have the songs cut off at 1min and 2 min intervals.

It's called a recurring alarm dumbass. Take your head out of your ass. It's incredibly easy to do. My phone can't even take pictures and it can do it. 90% of sports watches can do it. Put a track on your mp3 player thats one minute long with mostly silence and then play it on repeat. Count in your head. Stop being a dumbass.
