Hey everyone, I'm doing lower body workout today, so I am not goint to run like I normally do after working out. I want to do an ab workout that will make me sore as hell tomorrow, I normally do a fair amount of abs every day, but I was wondering if anyone had a rapidshare video or just a routine that would last about 30 to 45 minutes and will make me regret doing abs.
I don't have any special ab equipment like ball, or roller thing, so abs that I can do on the floor would be awesome.

You could download P90X's Ab Ripper X program, it's pretty intense the first couple times you do it
