can someone please tell me what stronglifts 5x5 is?
Or direct me to an article or site that can? im almost finished cutting, (from being a fatass) and now im looking to put on some mussel.

i was 200lbs fatass, when i shouldve have been around 150. im 155lbs right now, gonna get to 145, then start bulking.

Why?

That's stupid.

Start lifting. You burn more fat by building muscle than by just calorie restriction.

More than that, as you cut, your body is burning away muscle as well.

Just eat 155 grams of protein a day and work out. You'll burn off those ten pounds in no time AND be putting delicious mussel on in the process.
