What I have eaten today:

2 slices of unbuttered toast (brown bread)
3 fish fingers
Banana
Apple
Small piece of steak
1 Jacket potatoe
Some mushy peas
Small bag of Doritos (I dont normally eat junk stuff on this level but I was out of fruit).
2 litres of water or so.

And I've cycled 11miles.

I know its not perfect, but thats not what I'm looking for. Just something I'm comfortable with, that I dont have to rework my entire life around exercising and being healthy.

Unless being some type of endurance athlete is your goal, I wouldn't recommend cycling 11 miles in a day.

Cut out that brown bread.
Fish fingers have fatty batter/breadcrubs, get plain grilled cod.
Doritos, well I've found your weakness, bin this crap.
You could do with some more vegetables, try a red pepper, they are sweet.
Steak is good, although try swapping red meat to white for a while.
The Jacket Potatoe is great for carbs for exercise.

Not bad, but as ever, more room for improvement.

It also depends on what your goal is, and your height/build/gender (lol). I'm assuming weight loss. For more BULK you're going to want 1 more protien per day.

Cycling 11 miles is about a 45 minute ride. It's not that difficult.

11 miles cycling is nothing too strenious. Perhaps 600ish calories. Don't worry, you're hardly overtraining. Crosstrain with some running and swimming, to work different muscle groups and stop the boredom.

I thought brown bread was OK?

The doritos were a weakness thing. I came back after my bike ride feeling hungry and realising I'd bought nothing to snack on. Stole one of my flatmates bags of Doritos. I'll try the red peppers out for this.

Oh and the cycling took me a little over an hour. Guess I need to improve my speed.

I was actually kinda worried that I might not be eating enough. I dont feel hungry but when in list form, that doesnt look like a significant amount of food for a single day.

Whole grain/multigrain brown bread is OK. However, most brown bread isn't even 100% whole wheat. It's a blend of 60% whole wheat and the rest bleached white flour. So nix it.
