Hey /fit/I'm 18 years old, and the lazy life has got to me. I'm hoping to lose some fat round my belly, but i'm wondering how is the best way to do this?I currently do some dumbbell training, should I burn the fat before I try and build up muscle?I currently weigh 185 LbsthanksPic thankfully not related (yet)(I stupidly posted this in a thread by accident, pardon my stupidity)
Yes, you need to lose all the fat before you even attempt to put on muscle.I suggest a heavy biceps curls routine, say, 4-6 times a week.
Does it matter if there isn't fat anywhere else on the body?thanks for the reply

Ok retards. OP, ur an idiot or troll, either way, start running at least 20 miles a week, split it over 5-7 days. start benching, squatting, doing pushups, pullups, pulldowns and so on. dumbells are the least of your worries fat ass.
Have you tried the Hawaii Chair? I got amazing results.

here's an idea, how about instead of coming here and asking your stupid questions you go and actually read up on fitness, health and diet? you know, empower yourself and shit?if you want to be healthy and fit, why don't you read about what healthy and fit people do?
