K, thanks guys. Also I know my arms are on the smallish side (my forearms are actually almost as big -_-') I can still bench around 180lb (weigh 170 lbs, 5'10") squat 300lbs and can do about 3-4 reps with 40lb dumbbells.
Idk if that sorta matches my body type but yea..not impressive but not too bad either though :P
Last time I ran was 2 years ago so yea...I've built up quite a bit of fat. I was able to run 3.1 miles in under 21 min then *sigh*
