6'3" 145 lbs here

going to actually start working out on a regular basis instead of doing it for like a month straight and then stopping. was wondering if /fit/ could give me some tips on nutrition and certain exercises. i know to gain weight i have to take in more calories, but i have IBS and acid reflux so its hard to keep down some stuff. wondering if i should try supplements (already take mega whey) like creatine or certain vitamins, i dont really know. i really want to center on chest and arms since those need the most improvement in my mind, and shoulders too i guess

in before omg tattoo fag

I'm 2 inches taller than you and I weigh 30-40 pounds more and you're more filled out than me. Weak.

Also, I don't mind tattoos, hell I'm getting mine this summer, but wtf is up with the ink on your stomach, brotato?

Seconding this, I've never seen tattoos this bad before in my life.

No way you are 145. I'm 6'0 147 and you're a bit more filled out than I am. Unless you have no legs. At all.

Spoilers: he's not actually 6'3, but like every other fag on /fit/ he feels the need to never measure himself, because making it up is just as good

Yeah, my brother is 6'1 and 145 and looks borderline anorexic because all he does is long distance running.

He looks filled out because he's got a slight tan and the photo has good lighting.

He's a twig.

Not saying they're bad quality necessarily, but the idea behind it is questionable.

You can have the best artist in the world and it can still be a shitty tattoo. What is that going on on your stomach anyways? A bear vomiting next to an octopus...? What?

Man you gotta admit, without any explanation behind it that shit is ridiculous. I don't like knocking people's tattoos but seriously I'm having a really hard time trying to find a way to justify that one. What's the story with it?

well i get where your coming from with that, its a piece by luke chueh and joe ledbetter that i really liked, to counter what you're saying tho, i didn't get the tattoos for other people to look at so i don't think i should have to explain them, only reason you guys are seeing them is because its /fit/ and im sure id get flamed if i had posted a pic with a shirt on and covering everything up
