I want to get started with HIIT but I have problems. I'd like to get decently fit before I'm off to college in the fall, and until that point I'm here at my mom's house. (Once I start college I can go to their gym). How can I do HIIT here at my own home. I don't have any weights or anything of use. I don't have a gym membership.

Also, any beginners guide to HIIT would be great too.
