Height: 5'9" Weight: 151.4lbs, as of 2 minutes ago Goal: Lose as much fat as possible, so I guess cardio and diet are they way I must go.
Want to get to around 140, lose a lot around my belly/waistline, and drop to a 30" pair of jeans or so. Oh, and make wearing medium shirts more comfortable.
So far I have come down from a 197lb peak, so we will see how this goes. I haven't really exercised much up until now, just got rid of a lot of crap from my diet.
Oh and yes, my camera does suck.
