Wouldn't trust it. From Kelloggs site:

Kellogg’s™ Yogos™ yogurty-covered fruit-flavored snacks feature a colorful, creamy, yogurty coating around delicious fruity-flavored, chewy centers. Yogos are a good source of calcium, and they deliver 100 percent of the daily value of Vitamin C. Yogos are available in a variety of fun, fruity flavors.

Might be good source of Vitamin C and Calcium, but eating too much equals waking up with a bigger belly.

I can tackle this question (nutritionist here).

Vegetables are composed of Complex Carbohydrates that are naturally low in fat, and help boost Metabolism. Digestive enzymes have to work much harder to access the bonds to break the chain into individual sugars for absorption through the intestines. For this reason digestion of complex carbohydrates takes longer. The slow absorption of sugars provides us with a steady supply of energy and limits the amount of sugar converted into fat and stored!

Thus forth this is why you see Bodybuilders who are cutting, usually pick things like Broccoli, Peas, Spinach, etc...

Cutting = losing weight, its a term commonly used by Bodybuilders in their contest season(s).

Like "RD" kinda nutritionist? or even less "qualified"?

I have to say that i was truly impressed when i realized that of ALL professionals, nutritionists are even more fundamentally incompetent across the board than
politicians
OR EVEN
personal trainers.

I would love for all of you to die in a fire. as (literally) the population would be healthier for it.

if i am wrong, then why, since the foundations of nutritional info being expressed to the masses, (AND PEOPLE LISTENING to it!) have the rates of CVD, obesity, and diabetes been steadily increasing when compared to the time before there was the Nutritional Party Line for "healthy eating" in america? Yes there are ‘other factors’, but diet is certainly the one that has changed the most (due to the will of ‘nutritionists’) and is most linked to all these pathologies.

Even Harvard's Med School+School of Public Health comment that 'nutritionists' are ironically more bad than good, in an epistemological sense. Even the medical world realizes you are full of shit. How do you look at yourself in the mirror and think that you do ‘good work’?

I blame the AHA and ass kissing doctors/nutritionists/etc who built their studies of low fat diets being effective on top of flimsy research
