Hello /fit/

I've just had an operation which basically puts me out of action for 2 months. I can't do much physically until all my shit is healed so I'm looking for advice on how best to stay as healthy as possible and not to put on too much fat.

I can do pushups and a few exercises with dumb bells but that's about it.

Just try and maintain at your BMR, even slightly under by 100-200 to lose a bit of weight if you need to. What was the operation?

Don't try to do anything.....eat normally and wait for your body to heal. The last thing you want to do is aggravate your problem (I'm not in the mood to google whats wrong with you).

Let's just say... pic related.
Ewww....

Anyhow, after my operation, gaining weight was the last of my concerns. I kind of sat around on the couch with no energy for a few weeks, but once I was back into it, I got into the best shape of my life within a couple of months.

Eat healthy and you should be fine. Do what little exercising you can just don't overdo it.

Heal. Don't make it worse. I ripped my scar open after my surgery by coming back too soon
