Misfits, I have this problem: After workout sometimes I get a tension in my shoulder muscles.
Any advice?

What kind of workout you do?
If you lift weights, that is only normal - just make sure you are not straining your back, knees or neck while you are pumping, or you'll end up with a nice lesion that won't let you work out ever again.

Also, make sure that you lock your body in a position where you can seize the most of the effort on the muscles you are working out, specially when you are doing biceps curls and bench squats. Having a knee lesion is one of the most shittiest things, I think only prison assraep can top that.

try some yoga stretches, hold for 30s minimum, or until you feel a little something. repeat many times.
