Hi /fit/. I want to lose weight, but I have a problem- I get bored easily. I want do do something that changes constantly, something that'll always keep me guessing to do in order to lose weight. I don't want to spend money on classes that I'll get bored with after a week.

But if there isn't anything to overcome the boredom, how else can I keep working out exciting? If I have to do that class that I find to be dull, what can I do to make it so I don't think of it as 'oh god, I hate this shit and I don't want to go'.

If you're looking to lose weight rather than gain muscle, try a sport. A few hours of rugby a week would sort you out. Theres always touch rugby if full contact isn't your thing.

Bored people can't even entertain themselves. With all the options for cardio exercise you need 4chan to tell you what to do? How about you put up a big sheet of paper with 50 different exercises on it and each week you throw some darts at it. what you hit, you do.
