If you really enjoy running you'd stop being a fag and run more than 1 mile. That's 4 laps on a track nigga. That's warmup. On a serious note, run only 5 days a week. Mix it up. Do a long run the beginning of the week. Intervals the second. a regular run the third. fartlek on the forth and a fast run on the last day. Seriously though, run more than 1 mile and at 8 minutes per mile. quit being a faggot.
