question for you /fit/,

I'm very close to getting rid of my last bit extra fat, lost plenty of it from months of cardio/proper eating and all

but I'm starting to think about cardio vs lifting

Like for one, is the bulk & cut myth, really a myth? Or is it something legit that I should do, like cut down 2 lbs a week until I'm at my goal weight wise, then bulk up?

Or will my fat fall off at the same rate by lifting and increasing caloric intake by 500 or so? (or will it fall off at all if i do that?)

anyway yeah, what would /fit/ recommend to me?

in before squatz, I do squats 3 days a week in my new lifting routine. and as much muscle as I can see me putting I have no idea where I am fat wise
