No OP, But I AM a Fat Fuck and recently just started to work out.
5'11" 240lbs. I envy this faggot in the OP, would that I could be as skinny as he. So anyway, I ran on my treadmill for half an hour straight, and I was almost dying myself when my treadmill actually did die. Seriously, it stopped working and had this funny smell.
note, by "ran" i mean "walked briskly", since I am incapable of what you fit people call "running" for extended periods of time. So, I continued by running around my house for 5 more minutes, then lifted some weights, 3 sets of ten with heavy loads, on my weight machine. Now, my question is, now that my fat ass broke my treadmill, what should I do for cardio? Run on the street? Run on my lawn?
Also am I wrong to be doing muscle building lifting? I figure, the more muscle I have, the more calories those muscles need, so It helps,
Or, should I be doing more endurance training?
Thoughts?
