Hey /fit/,I am a skinny motherfucker. I would like to become a lean muscular motherfucker. Not trying to be a bodybuilder here, just gain tone and strength, particularly in my upper body as frankly I don't have much hope for my legs. How do I do this using only dumbells and my body? As in like a fucking workout plan which I could start tonight. I have plenty of free time.
