sup /fit/, so I'm pretty sure I have either carpal tunnel or a repetitive strain injury (both the same?!), either way I have had frequent bothersome pain in my hands/wrists off and on from computer usage which I dealt withbut recently it's been affecting my lifting, as I've had pain all the way up in my right arm(the arm I use the most to click and scroll), hurts around the inner part of my elbow and I'm fairly positive the problem is too much use, since I've taken about 4 days off from computer use and notice the pain has gone downso since I pretty much narrowed it down, how should I go about healing up fully?TLDR, anyone with repetitive stress injury that has affected you all the way to your arm or possibly even furthur to shoulders?, if so how did you go about fixing itor should I call my physical therapist and move up my appt in a month to asap
