guys i cant lie, im fat.thing is i cant figure out why. im poor as fuck, and well im fat, and i barely eat anything. I really dont get it. i attend classes all day, havnt eaten out in weeks. but im still huge(and growing) i decided i want to start a daily work out, hing is im fat, which kind of makes me lazym but i lof to ride bikes. I just wanted to know, if im riding a bike, am i just wasting my time, and i should run or something? also any other wight loss tips would be appreciated(idk like metabolism tips, craving tips, anything.)btw i dont own that bike, my bike has ducktape for a seat, but the frame is almost identical
