If you really have nothing to work out with, go to an Army surplus store and buy a dufflebag. Buy some sand at a Home Depot or whatever and pour it into garbage bags then duct tape them closed. Put the garbage/sand bags into the dufflebag, instant weight. You'd probably want to go light for curls but I'd recommend skipping them and instead doing overhead presses, deadlifts, and squats with the bag. They'll make your whole body bigger, including your arms.
