Okay I'm 250lbs and i'm 6'1''
My strength is decent but my stamina sucks.
I get tired quick and im pretty chubby but my height makes up for it.
I'm jw what kind of work outs should I start out with and fyi i have 2 20lbs weights.
I could do like 10 push ups and maybe 30 crunches.
What kind of goals should i set and how should i start working out?
Note: I also have asthma so should i use the pump before or durring i work out?
