sup /fit/, was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for any fat loss diets or exercise plans.

im 21/m about 5'8" and prob around 168 now. My body is naturally muscular so even though I'm 168 I'm probably looking at 15 - 18% bodyfat. Trying to drop it down to at highest 8%.

Lowest I've ever been was around 11% following the TNT diet (from men's health). However, working over the summer turned me into a wad of dough.

I've got access to a gym everyday, and am willing to follow whatever the diet necessitates. So, anyone have any recommendations on specific diets or at least any protips?

this is why america is fat. Most people don't have a fucking clue and it's god damn simple. Eat right and exercise. If you can't do that without a plan, you need to die. Seriously, are you really 21? Sounds like a 13 year old fag to me.

step 1. Change to a 2000 calorie a day diet with little to no fatty foods
step 2. Weight lift and do cardio
step 3. drink lots of water
step 4. ???
step 5. PROFIT!
