Also try and plan out what you're going to eat in the morning instead of waiting for the hour to come, easier not to pick something shitty. Three decent sized meals with healthy snacks in between (low-sugar fruit, strawberries, watermelons, cantaloupes, etc) and nuts. If you're at home all the time you can make it 6 small meals.
Also caesar salad at mcdonalds = $4.66 with a free cup for water. That's like soda, fries, a burger and desert from the dollar menu.
