I'm a 25 y.o male 6' about 210lbs (was about 240) before i started working out i had the beginnings of manboobs. been working out about 6 months and have noticed my nipples got lower and out to the sides more (does not look natural) and are at the peaks of my pecs. any way I can reverse this effect? Stopped doing bench/pushup exercises about 10 wks ago

It would seem to me that this is not an uncommon thing.

There is no exercise you can do to change the position of your nipples. Last I checked, it's not majorly important, just be happy with your newly grown pecs.

A lot of people do. It's hardly strange. Just be glad you aren't a 300 pound tub of lard that had his nipples expand to the size of salad plates.

Some people just have big nipples(Jada Fire), there's plastic surgery but it isn't really worth it.
