i'm trying to eat healthier, but as a college student this is difficult. i'm a bit of a late night snacker though and i was wondering what snack foods you dudes would recommend that are a bit on the healthy side?

i was personally thinking some sort of whole wheat cereal (dry, eat it right outta the box).

thoughts?

Non Fat Cottage Cheese is the best thing. If you eat abunch of carbs at night its just going to turn into fat so you might as well eat some protein.

Don't eat carb based foods at night. Carbs give you energy, you are not going to need that energy in your sleep. Carbs that arent used as energy are generally stored as fat. Eat some chicken or vegetables, or get some self control.

Just eat a carrot or something - pretty filling, and sound cool when you eat them. (I'm obviously talking raw). Or a banana. Or some yohgurt.
