sup /fit/?

I've been going to the gym now for about a year and I've had some really fantastic results. However, I moved house a few months ago and had to find a new gym to go to. I've finally found that gym but I'm sad to say that I've lost all motivation and a lot of tone.

This is awful because back at my old gym I used to love going. I'd go five times a week without thinking twice and I was absolutely loving the results. Alongside this, I had the healthiest diet ever and I actually enjoyed it.

I think the main reason I don't really feel the motivation anymore is because I haven't had any results recently (no weight loss/toning/anything). Now, I'm not obese but I do want to be a lot slimmer. I'm totally willing to get back on track and get back into my normal regime and get super fit and healthy again but I think I need a push in the right direction.

So, for the two weeks or so, I'm going to eat as little as I can and exercise as much as I did before I moved. Providing this doesn't kill me, I'll keep it up for two weeks and track my progress. Hopefully there will be a difference and that will spur me on to lose even more and start eating properly again.

My question to you guys is, what is the best way to do this? I know it's not exactly healthy but it will give me that quick result "hey, if I do this I'll look slammin'" kick up the arse that I so sorely need.

I know I have to drink two litres of water and stay hydrated. What are the best foods I can eat? Is it best to stick to chicken with fruits for snacks? And what is the lowest amount of calories I can eat in a day?

Any advice would be appreciated and please keep in mind, this is not a long term thing at all. I know the dangers of starving yourself.

You don't wanna go below 1700-1800. I wouldnt really snack on fruit too much, take them in the morning and after workout if anything.
