Since one week I do my excercises. For 1/2h a day I do Sports like: Jogging , Cross Trainer, bicycling Sometimes I was wearing 2lbs weights.
for minimal 20 minutes a day I do: Crunches, Press-ups, some leg-exercises and some arm-excersises with 4lbs weights .
I don't think that I'm going to put all weight back, cause the results you can see is from hard work and not from less eating. I only avoid junk food, sugar, white flour or really greasy food. And I think that sport is really going to be my daily routine so in my oppinion I'll do sport even if I get my dreamweight.
My Meals are: Breakfast: 1 Proteinshake and fresh fruits like apples, berrys, oranges
For lunch: 1 big Chickenbreaststeak (steamed) or Tunasteak (steamed) , Prawns etc. Salad with Tomatos, Couscous, Cucumbers, Onion and calorie reduced Saladsauce 1 big oven potatoe
after 6pm I tried to eat nothing or get some vegetables like green pepper, broccoli and so on. If I was getting really ravenous appetite to sweets I was drinking Coke light / Zero.
And drinking!! The most important thing! I drink still water.
