I do bench press 4x8.
The last to sets is normally 6-7 reps though.

Afterwards I'm pretty exhausted in my arms and pecs, but I've started doing 2-3 sets of dips after the bench.
Usually 5-10 reps, depends of how much energy I've got left.

Will I benefit from the sets of dips, or will I be overtrained or something like that?

I don't think so, bench already incorporates your triceps so they're warmed up by the time you get to the dips. you'd be overtraining if you were doing dips on a day that you should be resting your triceps.

what i meant to say was yeah you'd be benefiting, and that no you prob. aren't overtraining them. they're both compound excercises and similar push movements so its prob. good you're doing them on the same day.
