Hello /fit/. How is my plan?
First off, I'm 5'8" and 202 pounds.
So over the course of holidays, I'm going to take some drastic actions to lose weight.

For 5 days or one week (depending on how long I can last), I'm going to not eat food. However, I'll keep a good intake of liquids (water and fresh fruit juice).

After the five/seven days, I'm going to eat salad without any fatty dressings and fruit salads (for morning) for two months. However I'll occasionally put some chicken breast or light tuna in the normal salad.

Oh and I've considered smoking cigarettes but I've talked myself out of it. It's a stupid idea.

So, how is it, /fit/?

damaging, unsustainable, will make you feel like shit.

eat three regular meals a day. light salads, lean meats, lots of water. curb your carbs but eat porridge in the mornings.

be prepared to do a small amount of exercise and invest at least 6 months in it.

i started this in april and have lost close to 50lbs i shit you not!! i was so fucking fat! now im just regular fat!

Thanks for the replies. At least some people had good intentions.

I'll review my methods. After posting this and searching around the net, it really seems unhealthy.
