I want to get a scale. I'm sick of using various ones that all give me different answers and want something reliable.

Cost not super important, but surely there is something dependable under 100$?

pic not related.

The best scales are the balance scales you use in the doc's office, but they sure as shit aren't less than $100.

I don't have a recommendation, but I will tell you this: your scale will not be accurate. It will, however, be fairly precise. Use it to get an idea of your changes over time, not for your exact weight.

hm. excellent suggestion. Its just i've been using a scale for a while that said one thing and matched with the old as tits scale at a relatives.., then the place i work out at replaces it with a newer model and it says i'm 7lbs higher. and that really drove me crazy the past few days so i figured if i could just find a really nice scale of my own i wouldnt have to bother with the others.

I suggest a solar powered one. They are fairly accurate, at least to the point of giving you your weight from the same reference point each time. The best part though is that they are convenient, cheap and you don't have to change batteries or anything.

Get a non-electronic scale from your local wall-wart and calibrate it to make sure it starts on zero. Repeat, NON-ELECTRONIC!
