Alright /fit/. I've been doing pushups and crunches for a while now. I've decided I need to create a routine now that I understand a lot more about strength training, and fitness in general. So far what I've decided to do is:
Mondays
Alternating between elevated feet & diamond pushups (each set changes to the other) for 5 sets.
Bicycle crunches until I can't do any then change directly into a timed plank. 5 sets.
Bodyweight squats. 5 sets.
Lunges. 5 sets.
Sun salutations 15 repetitions.
Wednesdays I'll do pretty much the same, only normal pushups all the way for 5 sets.
On Friday pretty much the same but I'm going to do pushups with chairs for each of my hands, and a chair for my feet so I can go really low between the chairs. 5 sets.

I'm moderately satisfied with my plan. I'm 19. 5'9". 118 llbs. My question is. What should I do on the rest days? Sun salutations for flexibility? Nothing? What?

tl;dr WHAT SHOULD I DO ON THE REST DAYS?

OP again. If you have any critique of my routine feel free to critique. I'd love to get your opinion.

whatever. point is: if you wanna be strong, and i take it by your mention of "strength training" that you do, you need to do free weight exercises.

Yes. I know that. I want to do bodyweight exercises, develop a routine, stick with the routine, increase my flexibility, then once I've got that going switch over to free weights. I'm limited to body weight at the moment. That or else lifting household objects. Now stop being a faggot.
