hello /fit/, i've been working out for 3.5 months now, 4 days a week, 2 hours a day. also, i'm on diet and lost 26.4 lbs up to now. i'm 184 lbs now.
i'm thinking of getting multivitamins and mayyyybe some extra protein other than cheese and eggs. any advices? pic related.

I personally enjoy protein shakes. you know, the powder shit you mix in water or milk i guess. Chicken is also a low(er) in fat, high in protein option.

Another option is getting your boyfriend to drop a few loads in your mouth.
