So I just had an idea from the Bruce Lee thread, /fit/.

Would it be helpful to do cardio (running, swimming, etc) with weights strapped to your legs or arms? Would it somehow make you more efficient?

making them feel light does not equate to actually increasing performance. adding weights to specific body parts does not help at all, it only throws off body alignment and leads to injuries.
