Alright /fit/I'm a male 6'4'' 240 lbs.I want to lose weight, then gain muscle. unless /fit/ thinks otherwise about that order.Any idea on what my caloric intake should be, so that i lose weight in the fastest reasonable time, but am not starving myself?Also, i work in a restaurant(not fast food) so I've had no prob adjusting to 5-6 meals a day.off topic:Also, any good vegetarian recipes i can whip up while i'm there?
a 1600-1700 calorie intake and regular daily exercise has lost me 5 pounds in the last ten days... I'm 6'1 and 218lb now.I don't really eat any different, just eat less of it
