hey /fit/.please critique my routinei´ve recovered from a disease that made me lose a lot of weight, from 12 stone down to 9 or so. as i recovered i put weight back on, but, for the first time in my life developed a slight belly. i guess it looked worse because i used to have a toned physique, but while i was ill all my muscle just withered. i´ve just started resistance training again for the first time in years. after having done split routines before and never really done cardio, im going to try and do a one day routine 3 times a week with 45 mins of cardio (swimming/uphill running) as a warm up.am i still going to bulk up with the cardio? if not how should i work on losing fat? does my routine cover most of what i need?Machine press 2x10Incline press 2x10Decline press 2x10Shoulder press 2x10Hammer curls 2x10Tricep pulldowns 2x10Ab crunch 2x20Knee raises 2x20Comment too long.
