Someone help me order /fit/! I ate not so great yesterday, so I can't fuck up today, but I have to go eat Japanese with my boss at work for lunch.

I'm already skinny (130 lbs), but I put on two lbs between today and yesterday mainly from water weight, so I don't want to extra emphasize it, but I can't do anything about this lunch. fu work

edamame, sashimi, simple rolls (tuna, salmon, yellow tail, and veggie rolls only, avoid fried stuff), nigiris

if you want entree stuff, salmon teriyaki with sauce on the side should be ok. Ask for brown rice. Look out your portion and don't feel the need to finish everything at one sitting.
