I lost a bunch of weight with no exercise lately just by improving my diet.So, I ended up platueing and I started lifting to get some sort of exercise. Well, at this point I think I still have some fat I'd like to burn. Should I switch my workout routine to HIIT and put my bulking phase to a halt until I get rid of most of my fat? Or can I do both at the same time?PS. How do I avoid losing muscle with HIIT?
