So I'm 5'10 and 190 pounds.I wanna down down to like 150 maybe 140.I also have some on and off again acne issues.I am looking for a diet that could help me lose some weight, not kill my face, and doesn't taste like crap or give you like 1 small piece of food daily.Help?
As long as you shower after working out and not wipe your sweaty hands on your face then your diet/excercise plan should not progresse your acne

Learn to cook proper dinners and use spices to flavor your food. Stop eating junk food. Don't eat out a lot. Don't binge drink. Eat lots of fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water.Wah la.
for your weight: exerciseacne: see a doc. they'll hook you up with some antibiotics that should work good.Accutane is a good alternative also.i have been experiencing great results from my acne problems.
