Dear /fit/, I need some advice.

I haven't been eating enough as I'd like lately, and I was wondering what the best options for eating something ready to heat/microwave are.

I work as a cook profesionally, so I'm up at 6 am; leave at 7 i try to get some oatmeal in here, but I'm getting sick of it. Then I go to work and cook for 8 hours. If I'm lucky, I leave at 3 and grab a fast food burger one the way back. (There is no reasonable way for me to grab lunch at a normal time, or eat 3 smaller meals throughout the shift. IF you worked in a kitchen you'd understand how busy it is ). I need to be in bed by 10 or 11, so that gives me 5 hours to clean, workout, see friends or do any leisure activities.

Most of the time I'm just too exhausted and sick of food to cook, so I order pizza or eat something ridiculously simple; which is leading to me not being hungry at meal times.

What's some good stuff I can throw in the freezer and blast out for meal times and snacks?

What I do is make a big batch of food. Lasts for a while. For the night in the fridge I have some meat with vegetables.

The problem is that I've tried that, but I get sick of it really quickly, and want more variety in my diet.

For reference, I'm a skinny fag.

I workout 3 times a week for an hour on the upper body.
I work 5 days a week, my place of employment is 4KM away, so I run there on days 1, 3, and 5. And cycle there and back on days 2 and 4. I ussually pick up my groceries in a backpack after work, which is why I don't run back. (Don't wanna tear/break any of the shit)

Yeah well I get a batch of some vegetables, soup, chicken, chili. In the morning I might have some eggs(or some oat cereal) or make my self a sandwich it's mostly during the evening that I eat all my pre-made stuff.
