Simply put, I want to burn fat. I've had a fair amount of fat around my body my entire life (almost 20 yrs old) and I'm not too fond of it. I've been boxing for 5 months now, and have lost 15 or so lbs as well as gained muscle and definitely seen a physical improvement. I just wonder if there's a better, more efficient way to get this fatty fatness off my body.So far, all I do is the boxer's workout. Which is basically:rape yourself on the bags, get raped in the ring, rape yourself crunches on an incline bench, raped by v-ups, neck muscle rape, push-up rape, and then jump rope rape. I say rape because I feel the intensity of the boxing workout is pretty severe.Should I just be patient and let the results come in time, or can I do more about my fat?As far as how I'm eating, I think I'm generally around 2000 calories a day or just under. This is not an intentional amount of calories consumed, this is just how my day goes when I eat.
