Hey /fit/,

I'm 5'6, 150 lbs. I'm trying to get rid of my belly and lady handles. I don't really have a lot of free time to work out so I only have time to do it right before I go to bed. I do leg lifts, sit ups, reverse sit ups, and crunches. Anything else I can add to that to help me?

Cardio, run for a half hour before you go to sleep. If you can't make the time, you don't want it enough.

I don't drink soda, don't eat fast food, only meat I'll eat is chicken. Actually my diet for the last month and a half has consisted of turkey sandwiches and tea. I really have horrible diet but it's more of a "I don't eat enough or anything to really sustain me" then a "I'm eating too much crap". I'm on the run a lot so I forget about that kind of stuff.

Actually, I'll say that all the sit ups/leg lifts in the world will do you fuck all in terms of losing your stomach and love handles. You need to fix your diet and do copious amounts of HIIT for that.

white bread,,, for example problematic for me, even in small amounts. white rice or potatoes also problematic. since I switched to wholemeal rice it is way better... also steaks aren't bad. there are many good things in read meat that help the body to burn fat.

OP we have like the same body it's creepy. Except I'm 5' 7" and 155. Lower belly/ love handles are my problem areas too.

If you have an exercise ball I would recommend it for ab work. It's so much more effective than doing floor crunches. It won't make the fat go away however; gotta do cardio for that.

don't believe that if you only eat few things the body won't build ugly fat depots. Also your diet seems to be onesided. Usually the body will try to build even more fat reserves if there is a shortage of nutrients or energy in the food.

That last tiny bit of fat is the step from a good diet to a strict diet. You won't get rid of it with exercise seeing as you can already see abs. Those arn't love handles by the way, that's muscle, a lot of chicks are shaped like that.

Here's a side picture. And I know I'm not horribly fat or anything, I just think it would be nice to have a flat stomach and I don't mind working on trying to get it.
So basically what I'm getting is add cardio and work on my diet.

Also no tits from me so asking will get you no where.

Sure, go run 3 miles and then go to sleep, good luck. You will have a lot of trouble falling asleep. After your workout you will need at least 30-60 minutes to settle down, rehydrate, shower, etc. As others have said, if you want to work on your body you MAKE the time. Obviously you are not prioritising right.

Start off with turning around your toilet paper roll. Having the paper roll off on the wall side is STUPID.

Then, HIIT in the morning. Pull stomach in when exercising. Switch to whole bread. Moar variety in the diet would be good too.

gimme a break. There's nothing gross about your body or that photo. But, I admire your desire to improve. No one is perfect, and trying to make yourself better doesn't mean you have poor self-image. You just want to be the best you can. So don't listen to these mouthbreathers telling you to "DONT CHANGE A THING, ID EAT YOUR SHIT".

Anyway, moving on.

First of all: There is no spot-training. You cannot "target" your belly or whatever.

Secondly, sit ups, crunches, etc, will not do a lot for burning fat. You need cardio. Listen to the posters that said you should RUN. Run your hot little ass off.

Third, do not starve yourself. Eat small, frequent meals. Make your biggest meal breakfast. Avoid eating much a few hours before bed. Avoid food with high GI (refined sugar, white bread, white rice, potatoes, etc).

Last of all: If you are serious about losing that last bit of fat, you need to make time for it. And you MUST do cardio. To avoid running at night, go to be early and wake up at 6 am and do your running in the morning. You have to get your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes. Sit-ups won't do shit.

TL; DR: You are hot, but your desire to improve only makes you hotter. If this desire is real, then you MUST DO CARDIO to burn fat. Stop the bullshit leglifts and shit and make time to jog for at least 30 minutes a day.
