Ok /fit/ it's that time again.

Post what you ate today or will eat.

-Boiled rice with mixed vegies and lots of beans
-3 Egg whites and some left over roasted potatoes
-Huge protein shake inside it, Whey, peanut butter, banana, strawberries, skim milk.

note that my chili is fuckhealthy chili, maybe 500cal for a full meal with about 80-90% of all vitamins i need in that serving, because i cook chili from scratch with very lowfat meat and lots of veggies

1800cal for the day with 2 hours of tennis while
