Hey guys

I've been doing HIIT for a while now (30 second sprint, 60 second jog) three times a week for a while now. Recently I encountered this video:

Which is better for burning fat?
30 second sprint with 60 second jog,
or 8 second sprint with 12 second stop?

Try both, and see which makes you more exhausted, and then go with that one
