Been working out off and on for a few years now. Preparing to start cardio after 3 years of relative inactivity, used to be in cross country.

163 lbs, 5'10 21.

Yes and no, in 9th grade i was like 134 lbs. But by 12th grade i was around 185 lbs. Have managed to keep my body from degrading by doing weight-training and eating right during the light-hours at least. I have a terrible habit of eating garbage food late at night.
