My breathing/lung capacity is HORRIBLE due to lack of cardio and asthma, I recently took up jogging to fix this, is there anything else I can do to improve my breathing/lung capacity?

Also, I put on muscle REALLY easily, what's a good workout that targets the most muscle groups at once?

i increase my lung size with swimming. I just swim laps and i push my lungs to their limit when doing breathstroke. Stay down for a loooong time.

The most important exercise, and the one that hits the most amount of muscles, would be the deadlift. And right after that, squat. Which should you do? BOTH! Also, throw in some benching, rows, and military presses, and you're good to go.

i had the same problem then i ran track, it sucked at first REALLY REALLY BADLY
i was in last place every practice, but I gave 100% every time and ended up running 5th (pretty good considering the size of the team) in meets

just work the hell out and your body will change and you'll become better/faster/strong (lol, i hate that song)
