Ok /fit/ I need your help. I've been exercising for 3 months straight by running on the treadmill for 25 minutes every day. I've been eating vegetables/fruits/meat etc. I haven't ate any junk food or drink any soda. Problem is, I still have this little fat pouch around my lower belly, and it hasn't even reduced one bit. I was told to do cardio and eat right and it would go away, it seems like that is bullshit because that mother fucker is still there. Can anyone help me out and tell me what I should do?

coould be postural (you have a sway back) could be genetic could be you still have significant bodyfat. get your bf level checked and then come back and waste our time.

if you're not eating your healthy fats anon will kill you.

do some research online on your own. the running every day (most likely you arent) is great. Keep exercising every day, but your caloric intake can MUST be lower than what you need. Say you are 200lbs and you need say 2500 calories daily. 25mins a day on the treadmill burns like 300cal tops. So you need 2800cal with exercise. Now you want to watch your caloric intake every day and make sure you are at around 2300 calories a day. That will take care of your stomach. It's hard work but its well worth it.

I jus gave up on that on me, it's msaller then you drew, and i'm 11 % body fat, but no 6 pack cause every lb of fat is on my stomach, it's sad, long ways off
i gave up and started eating more so i could still gain weight (i'm a hardgainer, with a beer gut, explain that)

do what i did, give up on the 6 pack and just look good without one

wrork harder, just tootling along for 25 minutes can only achieve so much.
how far are you running, how fast are you running. Keep setting yourself fitness goals and beating them, pushing yourself further and further.
