soup /fit/,i've taken on a bet with a friend to eat nothing but soup for the next 6 weeks.the bet started today, and so far, it's been pretty good.the rules are: i'm allowed to eat anything as long as the label says 'soup' and i'm not allowed to add any food item that isn't already in the tin or packet.i can drink whatever.based on your knowledge, what can I expect from the next six weeks?
i don't know for sure, but i bet you'll gain some fat, and generally won't feel very good and quite possibly be malnourished.what i do know for sure is that you will fail.
well most soups have A LOT of sodium in them (unless its the low sodium kind) so you better drink a lot of water...and other than that I guess it depends on what kind of soup you're going to be eating.
