Hey guys, I've been looking for something to take my ab routine to a higher level and I'm torn between a wheel and a ball.

Does anyone have any personal experience with this device? Is it any good?

holy crap.. my grandma used to have one of those when I was little. I'd stand on the bars and try to unicycle it.

If you have a barbell and some weights you can do the same thing.

FUCK YOUR BALL, DO THE ABWHEEL

They used to sell those things to gullible housewives in the 1970's.

But many bodybuilders actually use and recommend them, or they do it with barbells as the other anon said

Okay, they *might* work. But why do you need it when you could do for free:

every kind of sit-up
every kind of crunch
planks
leg raises
etc.

See "torso track" (basically the same thing).
