Alright then. Good for you. as others have said, do some ab workouts. Crunches/situps on a workout ball (pilates ball? one of those inflatable ones) are great for toning your abs. As far as building your thighs and butt up, squats would be good, as would lunges, and rucking (walking with a heavy back pack).

I noticed you asked earlier about deadlifts. To be short, yes you should do them, they will help. Romanian dead lifts would be best suited for your specific goal (I think, google it)

Get the whey, it helps alot with muscle growth and recovery.
