This isn't /b/, we don't move quite as fast, sorry about that. Tits in the picture guarantees a response, also. So you know, 100 pushups in a row > two sets of 50 > 4 sets of 25 in terms of muscle growth. However, this is only because it's harder on the muscles. How many pushups, good ones, not decent ones that end up sucking, can you do? If you can do 100 in a fifteen minute period, do that. It will do more for you in the long run if you do that once a day. Other wise, you're going to be breaking up the rest period for your muscles and regrowth will be slower.
