As far as I'm concerned, /fit/ has already earned it's keep. I posted a thread recently about my knees hurting when doing squats, even with no weight, and got a few replies, one of them being that my form sucked, with a vid of proper form.

Well, today I did 5x5 with 25 kilos on the bar with proper form (I hope) and my knees didn't even give a peep! Fuck yeah!

In return, butts.

(Also, sore hamstring. :S)

I fucking love /fit/. The advice is for the most part sound and informative, with links to valuable information.

Can someone post that vid? My knees are fine when I squat, but you never know, I'd like to keep my form proper.

Useful informative advice? In my 4chan?

Careful.

There's a lot of good advice on /fit/, but there's also a lot of bad advice.

I've seen quite a few retards who had no idea what they were talking about.

Be discriminating.
