Fat tim !tA4XTAPpP2
first time posting on /fit/. Being the average /b/tard i have a problem with body fat. i have good muscle tone and structure. I'm 5'11 and 170lbs. I have a layer of fat across my stomach about an 1 1/2 to 2 inches thick. i really want to get rid of this.

TL;DR what's the quickest way to get rid of fat on the abdomen?
pic related it's a handfull of flab

You can't get rid of fat on your abdomen. You have to get rid of fat ALL OVER YOUR BODY. This means:

-Reducing your refined sugar and saturated fats
-Moderate 5 times per week or heavy cardio 2-3 times per week
-Building muscle, which eats up energy constantly, including from fat

Get rid outright all those refined sugars
they should be banned or come with warning labels like cigarettes, but saying instead causes diabetes. whatever

replace every cookie/ chip/ twinkie/ pizza pop/ cake/ pop tart with a banana/ apple/ grapes/ blueberries/ cherries/ nuts/ nutbutter healthy shit yo.

refined sugar is in everything. beware it's hidden technical names in ingredient lists: fructose and/or sucrose. don't really know why fructose/sucrose is written with a slash, doesn't really ever happen with any other ingrdnts.

It's in god damn everything. beware.

you'll lose the fat-weigh naturally

Yep. Peanut butter is the most common, but some people like almond butter and stuff. It's a bit more expensive.

You need to arrange your meals properly so that you start to teach your metabolism to burn everything that's going in. If you eat a lot only during one part of the day your body will store instead of burn and that'll cause you the problem of retaining fat.

WRONG. Just buy real peanut butter instead of the shit with a ton of ingredients--that's your first tip-off there's something wrong with it. If the peanut butter has more ingredients than basically: PEANUTS, just call it off and buy real peanut butter and you're fine. Don't feel compelled to buy almond butter or something just because SOME peanut butter has hidden sugars in it.
