Hey /fit/ what are so others ways to boost the metabolism besides exercise...? Any other ways or some things that will aid in boosting it

Make sure you start eating early in the morning so you can get that metabolism going earlier.

Green tea helps. Although, it takes about 8 cups of tea to provide the potency of one 500 mg capsule, or something along the lines of that. So I suggest going with the capsules if possible.
