baked chicken with some kind of spices for tastiness. some fruit. dark leafy greens with cold virgin olive oil on it, used to hold something tastier on it like sea salt or whatever seasoning you have.
water first, 10-20 minutes before, as much as you can drink, like 1-2 cups, supposed to make you hungrier.
