stop smoking lights. start covering up the holes on the filters, honestly. you will smoke far less. I have known a lot of people that followed that advice and cut their smoking habit to a third of what it was before. then start tapering. if you're like me, smoking is more than a need for nicotine. its a habit, its social, its enjoyable. so therefore cut down slowly and enjoy it while it lasts, when you're getting close (like only smoking 4 cigs or so a day) replace smoking with something more productive. For my husband it was always carrying around trail-mix. just so he could have the hand to mouth sensation, but he has a good metabolism and works hard so he didn't gain weight from that. anyways:
1. stop smoking lights 2. cover up those stupid holes 3.??? 4. profit
