Hey /fit/, how you doing? :)

You probably get this a lot, but... I have decided to stop being such a lazy slug and have started jogging every other day, with a few lame pushups & situps afterwards (I can only do 3x10 and 4x20, respectively, atm).

So, what I was wondering was: does anyone know of some good bodyweight exercises I could do afterwards that could help me hit more muscles, and also help me "bulk up" a little more?

Some I thought about:
-Handstand pushups (Gonna work my way up to that one)
-Squats, lol (But are they OK after a jog?)
-Pullups (Also working my way up. Can only do about 3-4 after a jog)

Anything I've missed or things I should take note of?
Thanks.

Stop jogging and run you faggot. And situps are only good for trying to suck your own cock. If you can only do 3x10 pushups, you won't be able to do handstand pushups for a while.

tldr: buy some weights faggot.

Hmm, I thought /fit/ was a kind place, a loving place, where I could get some pointers on bettering myself physically.

Guess I thought wrong.

Oh yeah, and>>287496- The whole point of my post was I was looking for exercises to do STRAIGHT AFTER A JOG. Jesus. I do weights after the bodyweight exercises after the jog.

To sum that up for you, meathead, normally I jog, do BW exercises, walk home, then do weights.

Big difference between jogging and running. Running is hauling ass, jogging you can do hours. It's pathetic, I can walk faster than some people that are out for a jog.

You're a fucking moron. If everyone can run non-stop, don't you think they would? For some fat bastards it's just too hard.

You should do your strength training before you run.Not after. You will be able to do more because you won't be as tired. So you will get stronger/bigger faster.

cut the situps, do crunches. Or better yet bicycles. Squats aren't a bodyweight exercise. You can't do them without a barbell and weights and you can't do them safely without a lifting cage. Handstand pushups are much harder than normal ones(even if you do them against a wall for balance).

Pushups: great bodyweight exercise. look into different types. wide grip narrow grip etc. Also to get more weight (without going to handstands) just put your feet up on a chair. It will be significantly harder.
Pullups: do them. You won't get better at them by not doing them. If you can only do 4 then do 4 until you can do 5.

SEAL pullup routine. Your max is 4? Then for each set, do 2.

Shoulder width grip, palms away
Close grip, palms to you
close grip palms away
Wide grip palms away
cliffhangers, 2 each side

After that, do as many regular knuckle pushup as you can. Then triangle. Then wide grip.

Then go do as many dips as you can.

Then do it all over again.

If you're doing pushups, you might want to give that site a look over. Gives you the best routine for gradually doing more and more of them. I started out struggling with 15 consecutive pushups and I've already doubled that number.
