Hi /fit/, I drank one of these about 10 hours ago. After I drank it I looked at the label and noticed that it has 5000% the recommended daily intake of B12 per serving. and there's two servings per can. So that's 10000% in the can.

I immediately googled to see if I was going to have a heart attack or anything, and found this article:
http://www.syl.com/hb/toomuchofagoodthinganoverdoseofvitaminb12.html

I wasn't experiencing any of the symptoms they described (numbness, any mood changes besides normal caffeine stuff, etc.).

This stuff tastes good though. I'm considering it as my new flagship energy drink, you know? Do you guys think that one of these every week or so would do bad things to my kidneys or anything?

IT'S OVER 9000!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think most energy drinks use a lot of vitamin b12. No big deal, before steroids bodybuilders used to inject that stuff (and it doesn't work)

maybe lack of sleep is what you need to worry about

im sure its called radio active because too much b12 will cause your urine to be fluorescent yellow. your body can only digest around 27mg of b12.

maybe the manufacturer is exaggerating the amount of b12 they put in. or they're using a phony substitute chemical that's tests true for b12 but isn't really. also, real b12 is created by bacteria. read some vegeterian literature about b12 and you'll hear charges that the kind added to food is biologically worthless. it does nothing.

also if you're a big person, your less vulnerable to that. if you're an 80 lbs woman that might be too much b12...
