Hey /fit/,

How would I go about getting six pack abs or at least some definition in my ab area? I'm pretty content with my weight and figure, I just want a more toned stomach.

Eat at mcdonalds every day, and for the love of sweet christ don't do any crunches or leg lifts. If I were you, I'd get a copy of Mavis Beacon Teaches Typing, and work on my wmp. I hear that's the greatest ab workout.
