im always sleepy lately /fit/ also i run every morning but i feel like i could run more than i do but i wont because i get tired quickly ( i usually run a little more than 1 mile ) an i run another mile after lunch too...why do i suck so much?

Do you run before eating breakfast? If so, cut that shit out. Problem solved.

Also, if you want to build up your running endurance, distance running is crap for that. Man up and do some HIIT.

really? i see guys running way more than i do where i run, and yeah i sleep more than 8 hours a day sometimes. i think i´ve been eating good too ( i eat some snacks here and there everyday but not too much )
could this be cause by caffeine? i drink a lot of coffe

possibly caffeine if you are tired throughout the day, but not when you work out unless you are dependent and haven't drinking caffeine before runs. drink caffeine before running, if you are not. it will give you a boost.
