Confusing Anonymous
Example: http://www.maximuscle.com/powerofprotein vs. http://www.maximuscle.com/muscleandsize.

What are the real differences in these? From my understanding, the Promax mix is to build pure muscle, where as the Cyclone/Progain is to build muscle but has more calories in which will make you gain weight (fat)?

Can someone help me understand this, is the Cyclone/Prograin essentially for bulking and for hardgainers?
