Hi there /fit/.

I've been trying to lose weight and get into better shape for a while, and so far have been doing well, even great. Changed my diet, started exercising, yada yada, pounds are melting away. Things went smoothly until I strained my thigh a while ago. It doesn't seem to be healing quite as fast as I was wishing. Up until now, I've been doing mostly jogging and cycling, but right now even walking is slightly painful, so those two are definitely out of question for now.

Anyway, is there any kind light/moderate exercise I could do while waiting for my thigh to heal properly? Obviously something that doesn't put much pressure on my legs. My main goal is to lose weight, but I guess toning up a bit wouldn't hurt either. Thanks in advance.

what weight/build?
swimming may work well..

if you can do a lot of sit-ups, pushups, and pullups. you can do some nice sets of those to get a good cardio workout.

just do about 5-10 of each, in a cycle, untill you can't do them anymore. :D
