Beside that, lower back and core are vital as well. Whats the point of being able to bench 200 if your spine would snap when you tried to pick something of similar weight up IRL.

legpress is nothing
if you could squat that (below parallel) it would be more impressive

180kg might seem like a lot for sets of 20, but because of the incline on the leg press you are really only doing 1/2 to 2/3 of that actual weight. If you want to talk about strength in legs, talk about squats. And remember size doesn't necessarily = strength.
If you want to brag about leg strength tell me when you can go 180kg squats for a set of 20

Just another question as a follow-up: as you might or might not guess, my training discipline consists of cycling and running exclusively and only some random workouts at the gym. My legs are about as fat free as I can ever get them, but I just can't get rid of the stuff on my belly.
