You should try to do at least 30 minutes of aerobics every day. The best thing about this is that it doesn't necessarily have to be all at once - 3 ten minutes sessions are just as good.

Bulk up THEN slim down. Eat full healthy meals with a good about of protein lift free weights.

As a female you won't get all bulky like those fem-body builders unless you take steroids.

Anyways, if you're already fit, and have a program, then you'r going to have to increase how often you exercise, how long you exercise for, or how hard you exercise. That's really the only way you're going to lose fat.

Oddly enough, look into that Cortisol weight loss crap. They have a free trial and it burns the crap out of all your tissue types. so you lose fat, muscle, and some others. It's not very healthy, but if you stop after a month you should have lost 5-10 lbs and some muscle definition.

I suggest Squats cleans and cycling. It'll get your ass higher and harder and build attractive core muscle. (abs, back, low back, ass etc.)

If the number you've given me are accurate, the least you could weigh and still be healthy is 122 pounds. That would be about 15% body fat, and it should take a large portion of you day to maintain that.

OK since there's barely any help that's been given in this thread I'll see what I can do. Women need a higher body fat percentage than men, if you want to be healthy that is.

If you want to lose weight do some weight training, low weight many reps to tone down some of that arm flab it looks like you got and also to slim down your Glycogen storage, then do the cardio. That way you get to burn fat more quickly.

Last pic wasn't that flattering, but I'll give you the benifit of the doubt because redheads always get extra points. You might want to take a stop at /fa/ to see what they can do. You've got quite a round face and those glasses only help to make it rounder and eliminate any hints of cheek bone there.

I'd personally recommend the cardio before the lifting, an hour of each, with compound upper body exercises and maybe isolation pec/trapezius lifts. As for diet, no HFCS, no fried shit, no sauces, no soda, but chow steaks and salads.

I became interested in tango by the music and learned the bandoneón and then started dancing after I gained enough strength from parkour. Because I took that route I leanred Argentine tango from the ground up.
