hey /fit/, I'm around 152 cm and 8st.
I'm not unfit although my resting heart rate is around 110-120 bpm, and I was wondering how much weight I could lose with only eating about 600-800 calories a day (for a month) and doing around 15 minutes of cardio & 40 squats a day?

and what exercises could I add to that?

Poster is correct, starvation diets do not work. They will for a bit, but you'll end up lethargic, skinny, and unable to lose any more weight.

With 600-800 calories, you'll burn your skeletal muscle thinking you lost fat weight, and when you resume back to eating normal, the decreased amount of muscle will have in turn decreased your metabolism, causing you to gain more body fat then you had before faster.

Basically, eat 1500 or so calories since you're a female, while eating a lot of protein. As a rule of thumb for someone who is losing fat, you need at least your body weight in pounds times .8 every day.
