Yo /fit/, I've been lifting for a year now and I've doubled what I can curl, bench, and squat. I've put on some muscle too.
I'm enthusiastic but a could use some advise, as I don't have an informed regiment but alternate what I know from day to day.
Here is an example,
Day 1: Barbell Curls
Bench Press
Squats
Leg Press
Hip Abduction Machine
3 X 100 Situps

Day 2:
Curls with an EZ bar
3 X 10 Pullups
3 X 30 Pushups

even if you are going for aesthetics it's still fucking stupid. your tricep work needs to balance your curling, otherwise you will have a lack of symmetry not to mention a high injury risk and no strength whatsoever.

You forgot the operator... so I'm gonna assume you meant CURL(...CURL(F)...) for 77 CURL operators of a vector field F. But since the CURL(F) gives a scalar field S, and the CURL(S) is undefined, therefore you fail for 75 undefined CURLs.
