Rock Climbing/Bouldering Uphill
Alright, I've just taken up indoor climbing again for the first time since last semester. All the routes got harder and my hands and arms aren't as muscular as they used to be.

Any climbers in here? What's the best workout schedule for me? How often should I climb and when I don't, what other exercises should I do?

Also I just got some shoes, Evolv Defy Rocks, and they're tight as all hell. My regular size is 10.5, but these shoes are 9.5s. The 10s were comfortable but had tiny bit of space in front of the big toe, but these HURT! Should I get the tens, a completely different shoe, or will these stretch out enough soon so I don't have to take them off all the time due to pain?
