I've been doing more and more weight lifting just out of boredom from sitting on my ass so much. I was pretty much a fat weak little nothing. In a very short amount of time, my lifting capacity (as far as reps) has more than doubled. I'm seriously getting addicted to that after-workout soreness that comes with a healthy dose of endorphins. With each passing day I push myself a little bit further. I haven't felt this great in years.
