Hey /fit/. I've just returned from holiday and my bday, this basically gave me a big as fucking cheat 2 weeks. /r/ Protips of what food to eat to start getting myself back into shape.
6" 140 pounds (somehow i lost alot of weight on holiday whilst still eating burgers and shit)

probably lost weight in muscle. well w/e you had left anyway. oatmeal and eggs for breakfast is a good start.
