CSCS here. scrap your plan its sucks. you're going to hurt yourself because you have a serious lack of protein in your diet which means your muscles cant recover. apple+PB for bfast is a start. but id even recommend egg whites. as others said, run, dont bike.. running uses more muscles and stimulates the metabo better. Lots of water is great. salad and a yogurt isnt. Wheat bread turkey sandwhich is a great choice. Should have a small midday snack (around 3) PB sandwhich or the like. Dinner should be a real meal as well, dont be malnourished because you think you're fat. eat some real food. Also - add some gatorade or something other than water, even use 50/50 gatorade/water mix to lighten it up. Dont bike twice a day, run once bike the other. preferably run in the morning.
