ITT: we show our workout.strech for 5 minutesjump rope for 5 minutesrun for 30 minutes(rest for 5-10 minutes after)20-30 minutes of bag workout(3 minute rounds, 30 second rests)200 crunchs(different styles)strechoh and if i feel like it in between rests on bag workouts i do push ups and lunges, same for when i do my crunchs. now all i have to do is be stricter at night when i get off work because thats where i suffer the most(surrounded by bars and late night fast food places)
