Sup mis/fit/s,

Let's say a person can SQUATZ 500 pounds for 10 reps. Can that person then do 20 reps for 250 pounds? I mean, whatever weight is halved, and then the reps are doubled. Does the human body work like that for everybody?
>> Anonymous
squatz don't work that way
>> Anonymous
by your logic that same person can squat 5000 lbs 1 time

no

Ok then, how about 200 pounds of SQUATZ for 10 times, then the same guy does 100 pounds for 20 reps? Are the numbers more manageable this time?

Sounds manageable.

=A/(1.0278-(0.0278*B ) )

A= weight
B= reps

Great! I plugged in the numbers, but what exactly is this equation showing me?

I can't believe how often this guy has successfully trolled /fit/ with this exact same OP. Just kidding, I can, you guys are easy.

This is impossible If you are assuming that this always holds true (you can divide weight among the number of reps and it will always balance). As the weight decreases and approaches zero, then the person should be able to do an infinite number of SQUATZ.

Even if you were doing no additional weight, I honest doubt it would be possible for someone to do an infinite number of reps in one set.

UNLESS! God has actually been doing SQUATZ since the beginning of time and that is what keeps the universe going.

This is now my religious belief. God SQUATZ the universe so that we may all exist

1:1 - In the beginning God SQUATZ the heaven and the earth.
1:2 - And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God SQUATZED upon the face of the waters.
1:3 - And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
1:4 - And God SQUATZ the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.

Amen.

Watch out! Too many squatz and you'll end up looking like this guy.

There's no such thing as too many SQUATZ.

This is retarded. Anybody can curl 10lbs for 40 reps so anybody can curl 400lbs for 1 rep?
