This is my first time on this board, and I came for some answers. I'm 6'3, 200 pounds, and 14 years old. And because of spending 1-2 years in isolation playing /v/idya, my muscles went through some serious atrophy.
I was wondering how long it would take for me to build some MUSCLE lifting a 20 pound dumbbell (pretty difficult in my condition) 2000 times a day with each arm? Would it take a matter of weeks, or months, or what?

Why not?
I do it in sets of 25, I lift it 25 times, take a few minutes to rest, 25 times again. I've already done around 1000 like this, so what's wrong with it?
