/fit/....

this is the best workout album of all time, and because of it I lost 70 pounds. Call me gay, but i'm being dead serious, and for those trying to lose weight, let me explain....

I worked out a routine to this CD with a stair. It's a step from the garage into the kitchen, so when nobody was home, I would turn this CD on. This is your average quiet then loud hardcore band, so on the quiet parts I would just stand there, and on the loud parts I would step up the step, then down the step, and repeat. Once the excercise got easier for me, I would start moving my arms more, and eventually added weights, and daily or every other day I would finish this entire CD.

This is obviously not for those of you arleady fit, or looking to get ripped, but if you are like I was, overweight and turning to quite possibly the worst place in the world for support, here is your savior, so to speak.

Go buy this CD, or download it, or whatever, and listen for it. If you're too dumb to figure out when to step and when not to, i'll elaborate if you guys want me to.

But seriously, make fun of me all you want, but this CD murdered 70 pounds on my body.

good job OP. most will b jealous of your lost 70 lbs. Not me, I am happy for you. I lost over 120 lbs in about 18+ months from similar type strategies... and we did it without wasting money on a gym or the time to get to said gym.
