How do I beat a Sugar Dependancy? Specifically soda and shit, I try but after two days I get massive head pains and find it hard to concentrate.

Anything I can drink to ween me off it or what? Or just give me some advice I dont know.

Help.

Each time you drink a soda, take a knife and gouge out one of your eyes.

You'll stop drinking soda quickly enough.

there is no other way. stop drinking so much crap, drink much more water and stick to it for longer till the symptoms go away. also fix the rest of your diet, people who eat a lot of straight sugar tend to eat other complete crap to begin with.

The general consensus is to drink a lot of water. Pomegranate juice contains natural sugar and also contains antioxidants. Drinking 2 servings of that a day would help, then cut down to 1. Also, if you don't already, take a multivitamin when you wake up. Take milk thistle supplements, too. They help burn off the fat in your liver that may have developed as a result of high sugar intake. As an added bonus, your body will remove the trace elements of sugar faster.

if you cut it out completely for a while you'll find you'll never want it again.

just remember, sugar=fatass, diabetes etc

tl;dr sugar=aids, not food

Are you withdrawing from the sugar in the soda or the caffeine? Because I don't think I have ever heard of sugar withdrawal.

Try some excedrin migraine to help with the headaches and then taper off of it after a week.

Sounds like you're suffering more from Caffeine Dependency than any sort of dependency on sugar. Going cool turkey is what worked for me on getting off Caffeine. Get yourself a small bottle of Excedrin to keep by your side, and start taking it when you feel the headaches start. As soon as the headaches get bad (and I mean, you can't move because staying still hurts less bad), allow yourself a soda. JUST ONE. And then wait a bit, because the blood pressure spike that you receive from that spike of caffeine will ensure that you'll stay in pain for an hour or so longer. Just keep taking that Excedrin. Once the pain has gone away, prepare to start the process over again, but this time, hopefully, the threshold point for when your withdrawl will start will be significantly lower, and if you're really lucky, you might not get any headaches at all.

That's exactly what I did, and I've been off caffeine and sugared sodas for 3 months now.
