workouts that help lats and probably not biceps: upright row, floor whipers, bench press, push press, thrusters, pull ups, shoulder press, turkish get-ups, probably more but i can't think of them

What do you mean by developed? Size, definition, relative strength? all of the above?

Least: Hamstrings (and that's not saying much)
Most: Probably triceps since they're involved in most of my upper body movements and my arms are really cut. Or my most prominent are my delts/lats/quads and pecs because they're big

I basically look like a smaller, kinda leaner version of this guy

Least: Biceps. Even after I went through a CURLFAG stint, they never grew well. But my triceps have no trouble D:

Most: Chest. I don't even bench press that much but I've got 37.5" chest with really nice shape and bulge, but can only press 195 lbs.

Least: Biceps
Most: Abdominal

When I was in my senior year of HS I just started doing fuck tons of crunches wherever I went. Starting seeing abs, and I didnt really eat much at school so they showed damn well. It was kind of uneven looking having no chest and arms, but this 6 pack.

But now I've been steadily gaining size, and have evened out quite nicely I must say.
