hai /fit/

I want to start a beginner's weight lifting routine but I have a big
problem, I only have dumbbells. Anyone know a Full Body Workout that doesn't take too much time and uses dumbbell and bodyweight exercises exclusively? Something like the one posted on 7chan /fit/ FAQ before it went kaput (those had barbell/machine exercises though).

could be worth a look, I just have dumbbells and a bench at home, pretty much does the trick as much as I need.
