Is orange juice actually any good for you? I have 6 fl. oz. every morning and I always notice the 22 GRAMS OF CARBOHYDRATES and 21 GRAMS OF SUGAR

I would agree, and that's why I'm wondering if OJ is really all everyone makes it out to be. Seems as bad as a soda or something

OJ is stupid. The only good thing in it is the vitamin C, but that's the easiest vitamin to get.

a bit of sugar in the morning is good, as your body needs an energy kickstart as well as a fast carb to get protein into your muscles and get your glycogen going again. just be sure to add in low GI like oats as well or else you will crash 1 hour later

It's not as bad for you as soda. The only reason it's the official morning drink is because of a very successful marketing campaign by the Florida Orange Growers industry back in the 50's...same reason why we automatically associate a diamond ring with engagement and everything thinks they always need more calcium/milk. It's just marketing.
