Hey /fit/ the last fortnight Ive been working towards a lower bf% and a more muscular body, particularly upper body, Ive been doing approx an hour of medium intensity cardio daily, as well and an hour of weights every second day, this coupled with a diet cutting out all fast food/soft drinks/white bread, would it have the desires effect? right now im around 200 pounds (yes, pretty fat) and am hoping to get down to around 150, would my current set up have the desires effect?

That depends on what your 1/2 hour of cardio is, and what your hour of lifting is.

if its running on a treadmill and doing isolation variations of curls then no.

if its 60mins of HIIT and 60mins of compound lifts then sure why not.

medium intensity cardio sounds like total failure tbh.

cheerio good fellow, one can only assume that your BF% will be 100% for the rest of your life no matter how you choose to combat it, because you are a gigantic faggot
