sup /fit/

had a pretty busy day today but I managed to squeeze in a decent workout. problem is that I've realized I haven't eaten all that much and it's getting pretty late.

all i've got in the fridge now is some eggs. should i eat 'em raw or save 'em for tomorrow's breakfast.

ITT: /fit/ decides if tonight's dinner is raw eggs

Kinesiologist here.

My Kinesiologist Learnings tell me that the best way to eat eggs is to scramble it and shove it up your ass.

just get used to the taste, when i first tried, my lips touched them and i gagged. now i can swish them in my mouth. eating them raw is fine.

BUT save them for breakfast. breakfast is more important

Absolutely. Heating a food product magically makes it contain more proteins. Man, people are thick.

It doesn't give it more protein. It makes the protein it already has more bio-available.

scramble them with a little milk or creamer and cook in olive oil then eat with hot sauce

it's a tasty healthy snack that fills you up and keeps your metabolism going

oh boohoo, you afraid of maybe 1 in 30,000 eggs having a bit of salmonella in them?

i've been eating raw eggs 4 at a time or more for over a year, all thats happened is that im healthier and stronger than before. cholesterol is very low

i eat them cooked too but sometimes its just easier

adults have a less chance of getting salmonella poisoning. its usually children that get it.

Salmonella is also a self-limiting disease in healthy people. Meaning, it's just gonna give you the squirts for a couple days if you do get it (unless you are elderly, immune system is compromised, etc.) It's not going to hurt you.
