/fit/ ive got a problem.

starting in the middle of the last summer, I had started a pretty good workout schedule. It included pushups, situps, running, pullups. It was pretty good, and I noticed changes, but then school started up again. My workout schedule got really fucked up, because of PE.Some days in PE we do nothing, and some days they work us to death. Does anyone know a way to incorporate my own workout to this unpredictable PE?

If gym class is hurting you that bad then you are in some real trouble, christ.

No, its not that hard of a gym class, but if Im doing push-ups all day, and then the next day, instead of resting and letting my muscles heal, I have to do more pushups at school.but I cant make it to easy incase I get a day that we dont do anything

Awwwww, push ups two days in a row, you must be so sore and tired.

Fuck you.

They are push ups. It's not like you are dead lifting 320lbs all day or anything of the sort.

I never said the amount of pushups, and no school is going to make their students lift 320 lbs.

If you dont have a fucking idea, then dont post

You fail so hard. You must be the last one picked for everything.

Wow, screw this board. Apparently, the "Health and Fitness" sign at the top doesn't mean that people will ask "Health and fitness questions"

And no, Im not last picked for any game.

You're dumb and getting troll.

If you don't know how hard your PE class is going to work you, why not work out after your PE class. Thus on days you're dead, you know to go sit in a bath or jerk off. Then days when it was pussy stuff, you got hit the weights.

Or you could be less of a faggot and realize the extra burn is probably helping you a lot more and being sore is easily solve with some roids and more squatz.
