Going to the gym tonight late Anonymous
/fit/:

I currently do 3 day splits (chest/triceps, lower body/legs, biceps/delts/upperbody), and go to the gym 3 times a week.

Tonight I have some free time and am planning on going around 10-11pm just to get some more work in.

I just did my chest/tricep split yesterday morning, and will be doing by lower body split on Wednesday.

What exercises should I do tonight? I am thinking maybe biceps, core, delts maybe? Since my upperbody split is on Friday it gives me time to recover?

I think I'm going to do pull-ups, overhand curls, bent over rows, and work on my obliques, and a bit more core work.

Then I'll bike back home and study until 3am.
