You need a pull up bar, a dip bar and a weighted vest (20lb with extra weights to build up to 40lb)
Eat tuna, drink milk.
Do pull ups with weight vest. Do dips with weight vest. Squat with weight vest/ get a barbell and learn some olympic lifts (deadlift especially) Then do some more squats just for fun.
3 days on, 1 day off. GO GO GO!!
