Hi fit, what are your methods for getting your sleep back on schedule after vacation? For me only takes a few days off to change my sleeping rhytm, i'll be awake at night and sleep most of the day - but it's much harder to change it back, the only efficient method i know is to stay awake the whole night and the following day which sucks (wasting a whole day feeling like shit) any good drugs or something?
No drugs. Nothing easy. No shortcuts. Only thing that really works is good sleep hygiene and what you just described.
