Is it a good idea to wear sweat pants/sweatshirt to the gym to help build up a sweat when doing cardio/weightlifting or should you normally wear shorts/shirt or does it really matter?

You'd only be sweating out water weight I think so it would really matter long-term. I'd stick to exersizing comfortably as that's the healthiest way to build muscle/burn fat/etc.

Wear what you find most comfortable. I don't like wearing sweats because they get all wet and gross inside. That extra sweating is dehydrating you, anyway

op is a retard that still thinks sweating helps you lose fat

last time I heard, only wrestlers did that to lose weight fast before a weigh in. so no, don't do it, just do more active cardio
