Sup /fit/,

recently, I've been trying out a 5x5 stronglifts workout. I usually split my body workout in 2, but been lacking time for the whole body. Are there any exercices that can train several parts of the body as good as exercices that focus on one specific part? I'm tired of doing 3 fucking exercices for triceps and shits.

I already do deadlifts, squats and bench press.

benchpress, pullups, squats, and deadlifts are all compound exercises but, the point in doing 3 exercises for triceps is to thrash them thoroughly

Thanks. I'm more looking of a list of exercices I'd be doing every workout, and add specific important exercices on top of them.

How do you split your body workout efficiently in two?
I've been doing back, shoulders and pecs on day 1 and biceps, triceps and lower body on day 2

I've never done a two day spit. If I did I suppose I would do
chest, triceps, back, and biceps on day 1
on day two I would do legs, shoulders, forearms, and lower back
