can cardio be done the next day after weight lifting? i'm sure i'm not supposed to weight lift again so soon, and think I shouldn't cardio, but, do i just sit my ass and feed myself a few dozen grams protein?
>>65035Depends on the diet and if you are getting enough protein. Shouldn't be a problem just eat a bit more.
Go find out yourself. That's how I found out.
I eat quite nutritiously. Ok, extra protein.but what about muscles tightening up, i hate stretching, but I think i have to learn them. by itself they would take days to allow me to weight lift again.
lazinessi doubt you are working out so hard that you can't do exercise everyday, if you were you'd know
I alternate between cardio and weight training during the week. It should be fine as long as you're not training yourself to near-death when you do the weight training.
>>65043my legs/calfs will seize up, cry out in pain, and stop from from running/cycling. i don't know how to stretch them. my stretches are ineffectual. i needed to talk it out to get my thinking straight. now i know that's the problem. i need to stretch calves.
I weight lift until I can't do any more 5 times a week and 30 minutes after is when I do my cardio, and I do cardio about 6 times a week, so it really depends on you and how you feel about it.
>>65057I can certainly imagine us doing that. we have a running track right next to the weight room, me and buddy sometimes mix in a few laps between sets. Is this bad, mixing cardio in the middle of weight training? Now we have to find an excuse to sit around on our asses for half hour cooling down.
