Is there anything wrong with drinking unsweetened, black tea?

don't put milk in your tea. i forget where i read it, but apparently putting milk in your tea cancels out the health benefits of drinking tea in the first place

Yeah I have actually. With milk I was borderline gagging by the end of the cup. To each his own though.

Milk decreases anti-oxidants in tea. Antioxidants are good for you.

I always put a lot of milk with my tea. Fuck that cancels out anitoxident bullshit, I just use an extra teabag. If no milk then the tea is to dry, the milk lubricates it I find, makes it easyer to drink.

How the fuck is tea dry?

Are you the type of person that puts butter on everything so it can slide down your throat easier?

If it's cheap shit then it's made from the older leaves that can accumulate a lot of fluoride. Fluorosis is possible. Good tea is made from younger leaves with much less fluoride, although I still wouldn't drink a lot if you're making it with fluoridated water.
