How many minutes of jogging would I have to do to lose any % of fat each day? I'm already skinny, but I want to lose that last bit of "puppy" fat soo I can see muscle definition.
Atm i'm jogging for at least a solid 40mins.

If all you do is run your body will lose weight but not necessarily lose fat. You have to lift weights as well to keep your body from taking muscle as well.

20 seconds of all out sprinting, 10 seconds of rest. That's one interval. Repeat intervals until collapse. If you're a fat fuck, you'll be lucky to even do 3 intervals, but if you were a genetic freakzilla like me, you could do 12 intervals.
