I'm beginning to jump rope to lose weight.

I start today.

What is a good amount to do in order to lose weight. I want to go from a size 11 to a size 5-7.

I am a female.

inb4fatty jokes and you'll break the floor.

I'm aiming for this. :>!!
And then I will try to do sit-ups.

situps dont help you lose weight, they just pack on ab muscle, which if you dont loose any weight and then pack on muscle makes you look even bulkier

Anything is better than nothing, but you should know what you're doing before you start throwing all that enthusiasm around. If it doesn't give the results you want you will have a harder time keeping it up.

Fill that out, subtract 500 calories, post that number in response. You need to have a calorie deficit of 500 ever day to lose 1 pound (3500 calories) a week.

Do them in sets of 75 or 100 and work up each day OP, try 5 sets of 75, then the next day 6 sets.
