I'm 5'8 and weight around 154. I'm not terribly overweight, but have a lot of stomach flab I want to get rid of. I've been trying to eat better and exercise more, and even though I've lost some weight so far (I was 162 when I started out), the flab's still there.

Any suggestions?

HIIT. Be it on a treadmill, elliptical or whatever. Push until you feel like your gonna die, then push some more. Keep going until you can no longer talk properly, and then jog for another 10 to 20 min after. Repeat every other day, or 3 times a week.
