ok, im a fairly average build, no problem of fatness or anything. im 17 (in b4 underage b&), and i want to bulk up.

im not a skinny fag, im fairly toned. what advice do you have on protein shakes and all that shit? do they work?

What is the best time to sleep? iirc, growth hormone only peaks between like 8 and midnight. Around 1 or 2 am, cortisol starts to creep back up. I can't remember when testosterone goes up, early morning and early evening, I think.

Which hours aren't so important, as long as it is 9+ when you lift heavy. Unsure about how to rest with cardio. You are trying to make your whole body grow, right? last time that happened was prob puberty, which most ppl that age sleep a hell of a lot if able
