Fast food is the opposite of what you want. Go buy some $1 tuna packets or something instead.

if you have no choice... go with grilled chicken in some form. Like a sandwich, but take the buns off and make sure there's no mayo or anything on it.

You'll also probably have to wait like 10 minutes for them to make it because no one ever orders grilled chicken so they've got none ready.

You guys never bulk? I mean, I don't eat fast food very much, but I'm at the point where I can't gain unless it's a little dirty now, so a couple times a week doesn't hurt me.

Anyway, I'll usually eat Wendy's everyday when I'm bulking. Burgers on resistance days, Chicken on HIIT days, around dinner.

You're not trying hard enough. Throw a bunch of oats, natural peanut butter, protein powder, whole milk and ice into a blender. Down that shit. Easy 1200 calories.
