Dear /fit/ I need help. My girlfriend, 18 years old, maybe 200 lb, 5'06'', and has been looking to lose weight since we've been together.

I'm looking for a flawless, weight loss plan for her. Yes, yes eat healthy, quit eating junk, excersize daily...right right, we all know but I need to get down to the nitty gritty of things, I want some suggestions that are known, or even better, that you personally know works!

- What should she eat that can keep her from gaining weight, promote weight loss? Something low on fat, calories, perhaps some ideal food that can even work as a natural supplement for weight loss and dieting?

- What should she strictly NOT eat? Besides obvious stuff, I know there's a lot of stuff out there that you may think is fine but is actually BAD for dieting (certain breads, pasta, dressing, mayo etc.). What should I know that should be entirely cut from her eatiing?

- Her work outs. What do you reccomend for a good daily work out? She claims to do "yoga" at home and lift weights everyday but I dunno how much I trust prissy little yoga stretches that chances are she's not even doing properly on her own to really show some results. What do you recommend as an effective daily work out routine that can be done easily, every day at home, and doesn't involve any big expensive extra equipment? How often should she do it? I was actually thinking of letting her borrow my DDR, that also supports a work out mode, that tracks calories youre burning as you play, let's you set goals etc.

- Any other little tips, ideas, or "secrets" you may know about successfully losing weight would be greatly appreciated.

Very simple: tell her that she *will* lose 1 pound per week, either by diet and exercise, or by knife.

You'll only have to prove it once.
