so. i need some help with losing weight. Anonymous
i know that most of you are sick of hearing about fatties and their weight issues.

but i'm not exactly fat. moderately chubby. that sounds better...
i'm just unhappy with a few areas of my body.

i'm 5'6''.
and i weight around 155.

it doesn't appear that i would weigh that much though.
cause i do run everyday.
and i play soccer.
which has made most of my lower body muscular and such.

yet. i do want to tone up those areas more.
it's mostly my hips and thighs.

it should be known that i don't really know much about fitness.
so could someone tell me what HITT is?

and like i said,
i'm not really that fat.

just need some toning around the midsection.
and possibly my arms.

my calves and my thighs are muscle for the most part, but i wouldn't mind working on them also.
