Skinny fag here at the gym 3 months so far

67.8kg 6ft

This is my lunch, 3 sausages cooked in olive oil , 5 peices of white pudding also in olive oil 3 bits of bacon grilled and a tin of carrots boiled.

Does /fit/ think it is silly to eat this or will it help me bulk?

I just try to eat alot, my metabolism is faster than Linnford Christie on steroids.

I wouldn't mind a bit more fat tho, the two tops of my arms are boney

how much exercise do you do? depending on how much, if you want to gain weight you would have to eat up to 3500kcal to 4000kcal

i don't know whoever came up with that retarded figure, most people eat 4000 calories without even knowing it, going down to 3500 won't do anything.

seriously if you want to gain weight and you exercise a lot (meaning you burn 300-400 calories just exercising) then you will have to eat a lot, and by a lot i mean a megaton if you're only eating 2000 right now
