Sup /fit/, I just had 1 can of Mugs Root Beer, a few chips and like 4 chips ahoy cookies. Not to mention half of a cream cheese bagel. Those weren't included in my diet. Sprained ankle so I can only do Elliliptical so what Can i do to make up for it? Pic related.
