been working out past few days and trying to eat healthier but am feeling as if I'm about to fall off the wagon and eat a bunch of bad food

How do you curb your cravings?

Find something healthy that you like.
Sounds hard i know. But whenever i want bad food i eat the healthy food i just love the taste of.

Example, carrots and ranch dip, motherfucking tasty, as soon as i eat it, my craving is gone.

Best thing to do, is eat health for 6 days out of the week Sun- Friday. Then on saturday stuff yourself till your pretty much sick of the shit. You'll not want to eat bad foods during your diet days and if you do, you can just tell yourself only a few days more

When you feel like eating something shitty, eat celery until you feel like you might explode.

Then you can't eat anything bad, and celery takes more calories to eat it than it gives you.

Just give yourself a cheat meal once a week.

Get your favorite meal, or go to your favorite restaurant.

It'll get you through the week, and it'll make that meal taste all the more delicious.

I eat almost all my meals at home in a week, I never buy from the cafeterias or outside. I either bring my own sandwiches or snacks or I don't eat until I get home. So it isn't an issue for me. Try to convince yourself it's better to cook at home.

During the week? Just suck it up and drink water or a tea, or eat fruit.

But save for that special day, that special meal. But don't order a fucking super sized Big Mac. Do it smarter and order a small ffs.

is oatmeal ok to curb the cravings? seems sweet enough, its about 130 calories per small package and I sometimes add a bit of cinnamon and raisens

my whole calories for the day usually falls under 1500, gonna guess maybe between 900-1200. Mostly consume eggs with veggies with a bit of cheese, some fish and few dairy products, occasionally some ramen noodles and a bit of oatmeal here and there and some yogurt......good?

There is great truth in this post.

After being prescribed adderoll, I pretty much eat 75% less then I normally did.

Only bad thing is you have to learn to eat around the the medicine. Else you'll end up one skinny fuck, like I was for awhile.

5'11 and 130 lbs = Everyone thinking I had an eating disorder.

I don't worry about eating junk food because I realized it's fucking disgusting and most establishments cannot be trusted in terms of hygiene and safety. If you read some of the shit people do at their fast food jobs you won't want to eat it, if you can't see them making it it isn't safe, even then there is still a risk.
