Hey /fit/

Two questions
First.
How does /fit/ feel about perfect pushup?any good or just all hype?

Second.
My gaming has resulted in Carpel tunnel syndrome, an d I was worried this thing would just grind up what is left of my median nerve or is it safe? I have no problem with regular pushups but I use my fists instead of open palm, that would kill me.

They feel more natural with wrist movement... but they're much more difficult to perform.

They do work better than a regular pushup, and I think that there is less impact (although regular pushups aren't exactly high impact). I'd say it's worth the 20 bucks, but to each his own.

Perfect push up is working for me.
I feel much more upper body strength and have made gains on my chest and biceps.

I got em for $20 at wal-mart, well worth it.

Get a pair of rings. They make the push-ups much more difficult and have many, many more uses.

i think the perfect pushup is worth the money. i skeptically dished out the twenty bucks but thought at the very least they would make me do more pushups. i'm super happy with them.

i wouldn't go by their workout chart, though. i mean, their little contraption allows for an almost ridiculous amount of full body training, but there's really no substitute for real full body training.
