eat right after and and one and a half before you lift, something like a whey shake with oat and maybe a banana. do your SQUATZ, and then more whey, oats and super foods.

Also cardio is very vague becuase wieght lifting is classified as cardio becuase cardio refers to your heart working harder to supply your body with more blood. Can't you feel youre heart beating faster and here yourself breathing harder when you are lifting?
But if you are talking about the kind of "cardio" like running, i suggest Eliptical (reistance + incline) or HIIT on a jump rope.
