I prefer weighed pistol squats over back or front squats with a barbell.
I prefer dumbbell/body weight conditioning, strength and stability workouts to barbell strength and mass based ones.
I never did HIIT nor am I planning to start doing it. I Either do a day for sprint based work or cardio based one.
I don't work out for looks, I work out for the euphoria I get from successfully completing an old school styled "feat of strength", I also workout for the fact alone that just by doing that, I am far superior physically, then most of the planet is.
I don't have any plans of getting my BF% to be <12, I prefer the more "fluid" look of a body that's within 12-16% BF range then the "rigid", vasculary look of a body that has it's BF% in the single digits.
I view on season body builders and power lifters equally. In my opinion they are both freaks of nature and I have no interest to look similar to either.
