It helps me if I have a set time I force myself to go to bed to at night, instead of staying on the computer until I feel tired. If you plan to be asleep by 10:30, get off the computer half an hour before, brush your teeth, flip through a boring magazine - anything mundane that'll help your brain wind down. Watching TV or going directly from the computer to your bed will asssist in keeping you awake because your brain is still all OMG YAYYYY~~~~ WOOO!111 Reading in bed helps me relax because it gets my mind off the things that can keep me awake.
Camomile tea helps me, too, but I'm a weakling when it comes to drinks. +_+ Masturbating helps too, but I realize it's something guys just can't do under the blanket and fall asleep afterwards, lmao. >_>
