walk every day for at least 1 hour (2 would be better) as fast as possible start lifting work mainly the big compound moves - squats (you can start with no added weight if you're as weak as you say you are), deadlifts, rows, overhead presses, bench presses, ... your goal with these should be mostly strength (meaning low reps high weight) however you should start with light weights to learn proper form and get enough flexibility and slowly progress to heavier weights eat more protein (=lean meat, fish, eggs, ...), more raw vegetables, drink only water or unsweetened tea/coffe (NO SODA), as little carbs as possible (20% of the carbs you're eating now would be good) in the form of good carbs
