Yeah, it's a keto diet, so I'm limiting my carbs (40g max per day), taking in a lot of protein (more than I used to, anyway) and I use fat to fill out the calories.
The first week hit me hard. I was so fucking tired that I didn't even finish most of my workouts. It was also hard resisting carbs, coming from someone who ate white bread, drank fruit juices and various carbonated beverages, not to mention delicious sugary sweets every day.
Now my carbs come from nuts, veggies, whole grains, and some fruits and berries.
