Hallo dear /fit/.

I have been suffering from the delights of insomnia for around 2 months now. I've been to the doctor about it on a number of occasions, but because they are unsure of what is causing it i can't get anything to help. Can you /fit/ness freaks lend an ear and a thought to any known remedies for this fucking annoying illness?

If you are not tired, do not lie in bed trying to sleep.

Set an alarm for the same time every day, preferably early and always get up when the alarm goes off, no matter how little sleep you have had.

Always go to sleep when you are tired, even if its only 9pm. Then make sure you get up at the same time as usual.

Don't do anything active before sleeping, just read a book or something. Once you can barely read 2 pages without feeling drowsy, that is the time to go to sleep.

Never have a 'bedtime'.

It sounds ridiculous but fap before your bedtime. Fapping causes your body to release melatonin. It should cause you to get tired.
