Hey /fit/

quick question here. I went to a bachelor party today and I decided I'd treat my self to a few drinks.

I eat very healthy foods and don't drink or eat fatty foods/candy. So when I got there they called me a fag for not wanting anything other than a few drinks. So to get them to fuck off I was like "whatever" and had like 3 slices of *shivers* 'meat lovers' pizza...

my question is.. did I just fucking undo the hour I jogged this morning, or will it just balance out?

also do any of you guys cheat? I honestly felt guilty eating geeling i'd gain 5 lbs.. or do none of you cheat? / feel bad when eating pure garbage?

it gave me stomach cramps and the shits for the night.. is that because my system is really clean? and the grease just went right through me?

btw I'm 6'4" 215 lbs and well built but i'm really trying to lower my body fat.

You'll now need to jog an extra hour and a half.

Hey it's OP, but won't it balance out over the week if I eat normal again? I don't 3 slices of meat lovers gains 5 lbs.

isn't it like 3500 cals over your daily diet = 1 lb gained?

Its one day, as long as you can honestly call it a cheat day based on the rest of your days that year, then it won't really matter. Can have like 30+ cheat days a year or so without much trouble.

You call THAT a pizza?
I ate this shit for the lulz.

But you know, if you know anything about nutrition and you have a solid exercise regimen and you have a good understanding of how all that fitness stuff works--your pizza binge isn't shit, and you wouldn't be worrying about it. At worst, it sets you back half a day at worst in reaching your /fit/ness goal, and if you ate that pizza, you better have thought it worth it.

Anon, tomorrow is another day. You should like you eat well most, if not all, of the time-- three slices of meat lovers won't make you a fatass.

And I understand about not being used to certain foods. After a few years of not having any burgers at all, I ate a Wendy's bacon cheeseburger and shit myself for about two days. Bleh.

I'd be more worried about making friends that don't call you a fag based on what you decide to eat.

Even there, you're going too fat. 3500 calories of pure fat intake over your energy needs will make you gain a lb. All those carbs and protein in excess? Only 30% of those calories can be stored as fat due to the thermogenic effect in converting them to bodyfat.

Hey OP here, I did a jog this morning and ate fine all day and hadnt had a cheat meal in a couple of weeks so no it doesnt bother me at all really... and yes I forced myself to enjoy it..

I even used a knife and fork like a fag and savored every grease covered bite lol, I was surprised some of the guys there ate like 10+ pieces with their hands and acted like it was nothing... poor fat fucks.

hey it's OP.. sorry to say but some peoples' bodies fail them.. if I eat a bit too much of anything fatty it rapes me... like way faster than most people.. I guess bad metabolism from my family? I don't know.. but I have to watch what I eat.

eh ive stuck to a strict regime of workout and diet for boxing but shit i had a big mac today for whatever reason and i felt that if i took one bite it would ruin everything. then i was like fuck it manned up and ate the thing and im still good, i have'nt suddenenly sprouted a 40" stomach so im still happy

Stop being a whiny fag and learn to eat some pizza.

I think you're skinnyfat and don't know how to lose weight properly. Nothing can rape you that bad in terms of fat--only your perceived fat because it bloats you for a day. And if you're claiming bad metabolism off of temporary bloating, you're probably eating at a huge deficit and doing it all wrong by burning away muscle as your body scraps to keep every last bit of bodyfat left and gain more of it when you're not starving yourself.

A CHEAT IS A CHEAT IDIOT

i had 15 mothafukken hot wings today as my weekly cheat meal, maybe more than 7 or 8 was over the top but i get this meal once a week, so enjoy it

eating clean 98% of the time and 1 bad meal isnt going to fuck your progress unless you have a "cheat day" which includes 8-12k calories

you have to eat something like 3500 calories above your bmr to gain one pound of fat. You'll be fine, a chest day is good for you once every couple weeks to jumpstart your metabolism. Had a large supreme pizza from papa johns and a 6 pack of stella last cheat day, didn't gain a tenth of a pound when I weighed in the next day.

the body can process excess fat. you have things called kidneys and a liver. eating 3 slices of pizza will not make you gain weight. unless you get into the habit of eating high fat foods every day, your body can handle occasional jumps in fat intake.
