do not eat. your body is amazingly efficient, do not put it under stress by asking it to process more than it needs to, just eat all the sugary bullshit you can during the day (easy to digest) and make sure to chow down on some raw nuts or something when you are hungry in the morning and night. try to separate your meals as far as possible to allow your digestive track to get rest. as for workouts; Work out to pump until you can see veins in the area when you first wake up (maybe like a week or more), then start doing strength exercises (high intensity, low rep)
if you have trouble sticking to that sort of diet, caffeine helps, in fact fuck you, just drink caffeine, fuck fitness
