Yo /fit/ I usually work out at about 5-6pm daily, when is the best time of day to consume the majority of my protein?

there's a 20 min to 30 min window after your workout when your body is primed to make the most use out of protein.

you're supposed to have protein with every meal but make sure you either get a protein shake or have something to eat 20-30 mins. after your workout.
