hey fit i got a quick question. i'll get right to it:

so i'm in pretty good shape and i workout a lot, but lately i've been getting some extreme shoulder pain when i do military presses, so bad that i had to cut my workout short today. It never bothers me unless im doing military press.

it could be from the fact that ive picked up beach volleyball on my off days a few weeks ago, but idk. wtf should i do? i aint seein no docta

Only advice I can give is to lay off the presses for a few weeks and see if it helps.
