/fit/ what's a good way to build forearms? There's lots of different things and I was curious what you all thought to be the best.

Whatever requires a strong grip. Squats, deads, BP, presses

Forearm muscles are small. They're worked out easily and they recover quickly. My left forearm is sexy as fuck because I play bass.

Grips are easy because You can do them just about anywhere so you don't have add time to your workout.

Also try putting orajel on your junk and fapping. Alternate hands.
