dear /fit/. asian female here, weighing in at around 120 lbs, 5'4, majority of it in the thighs and stomach, and, more disconcertingly, right beside the armpits, above boobs.pic unrelated, but i enjoy bacon. is this wrong.question 1: lose weight, y/n.question 2: what are some good exercises to tone areas previously mentioned, i.e. thighs, stomach, flabby beside-armpit things.
lose fat is more like iti've seen too many skinny girls with no muscle and like 50% body fatjust do max reps of situps, pushups, long distance running
if your 120 llbs, you don't need to lose weight, just work out a bit, pushups, situps, etc.
Run women! RUN DAMN YOU! It would tone your thighs and stomach area but mostly your thighs if you start off by running just a mile (trust me it isn't too far to run) and work your up you should see results in about a month or two depending on the intensity of the run.I'd also recommend swimming or cycling as they are both forms of cardiovascular workouts (all round workouts basically)And cut out the bacon it's extremely unhealthy replace it with some other kind of meat that isn't bacon!!Good Luck femanon!
Pushups & crunches for upper, start running/cycling for lower. Everything else will take care of itself.
Bacon is fine once and a while in small quantities.
PROTIP: Get bacos to sprinkle on enormous salads.
>>63155Yes, skipping encompasses the same kind of cardiovascular workout as running, swimming, cycling etc but not as advantageous as running.
jumping rope and running are totally differenti used to jump rope for 30 min everyday and my calves got really strong, but when i started to run my thighs/hamstrings/calves all got worked out and felt likie i used a ton more energy
Yeah, I'd hit some stairs instead of skipping rope.
>>63167op here. that really sheds light on things, thanks for the input.actually i have a fear of getting overtly muscular calves so i've been putting off skipping rope as well.>>63153pics maybe, if i actually haul my lazy ass to the ravine for some jogging.
>>63173Don't worry.Won't happen. If it does, and it won't, guys are more likely to enjoy it than not.
>>63180haha.i am getting the impression that men and women have a very different sense in aesthetics when it comes to bodies.one more question and i'll stop spamming.do workouts exist for increasing breast size. do they. DO THEY.
>>63190No.But you can work your pectorals for perkier looking breasts.
boobs look bigger if your belly doesn't sag out further than they do
>>63200What she said. The muscles will lift your breasts, and lets be honest most guys just want perky tits, not necessarily hueg ones
