I'm the same height as you. To go down to 120, you're going to have to focus first on being VERY strict with your diet. Cardio will be the second part, but without a strict diet, you'll never even come close to reaching it. However, don't go for that goal no matter what (that's pretty low for 5'10"... just go until you feel happy). And yes, your boobs might be effected a little bit, but they'll look better, too, so do it anyways.
