Hay guys.Anyone got an idea on areas I should work on? I'm pretty much just started doing dedicated exercises and I'd like some guidance as to what parts of my body need the most work. Thanks!

everything
you can't just work on one thing you know
>>244522True, but there are area specific exercises.
Better Idea:Apply for a grocery store job. Yes I'm serious. If your looking to get buff, then go do it. Not only are working a physically intensive job but your getting paid to do it.
I recommend starting with some core exercises, and pushups. Then add squats. Then add some cardio. Then add other strength building exercises.
>>244538lol @ supermarket comment.Do full body workouts atm with compound exercises until you have built up enough foundation to start a split, then you might actually be able to find your weaknesses.
>>244538I used to work the graveyard shift at a grocery store. All I did was fuck up my back and bust my ass all day for minimum wage. Fuck that shit.
squat - get to 2x bwbench - get to 1,5x bwdeadlift - get to 2,5x bw
