I was cycling that shit and other supplements for about 2 years, until about 5 months ago when i said "fuck it" and stopped. Whenever i went off of it for the two weeks i would go down 15-20 lbs on bench and lose a few reps (placebo effect maybe). But i figured if i was lifting a bit higher weights because of a supplement, it was just the supplement and not really me in the first place.
Really don't miss being on anything now and just lift for the enjoyment of lifting.
