>>467876 -i sleep on my face a lot. it was suggested to me that i change my pillowcase every other night. and on nights i don't change it, i flip it to use the un-slept-on side. i did this while doing lots of other things that helped my face, so i can't attest to its effectiveness with complete certainty, but again, why not. i'm sure some bacteria and facial oil and shit build up on it.
-finding the right soap also helps. there was a time when i couldn't put the tip of my pinky on my face without touching zit, but now my face is clear, even though it is still oily and retains some scarring. but to get this way, i didn't use those systems that involve 4 steps, with lotions, apricot exfoliating rubs, alchohol pads and all that other shit. i eventually found this soap and using it once a day totally works.
keep in mind when trying new products that there won't be any quick fixes. stay with each one for a while. i've heard from possibly pseudo-scientific sources that some soaps bring all the pimples to the surface before it gets rid of them. again, i don't know how true this is, but if it is, a soap that could potentially work might have been over-looked because the skin got worse before it had a chance to get better.
good luck, pimply anon. there is hope. there were times when i didn't want to go to school because my acne was so bad, but now my skin is pretty good.
and for the love of god, research anything that requires bloodwork. it requires bloodwork so that doctors can make sure its not fucking you up. i wouldn't want to be potentially fucked up
