What are some good natural hunger suppressants? Tomorrow's the weekly farmer's market and I'm going.

Getting organic food isn't hard, especially cheap at the farmers market, but what in particular? I love all veggies and fruits just about except for like bananas

No man, the point of my organic food post wasn't that. Read inbetween the lines.

To spell it out for you, DONT TAKE HUNGER SUPPRESSANTS. Eat healthy organic foods. I good mix of veggies and fruits and lean proteins and excercise and you will be in the 35% of America that isn't a fat piece of shit. That is, if you live in America. If you don't then you will look like everyone around.

I'm not fat (~132 lbs, white male, 5'9"), I do eat lean meats, and I do exercise on a daily basis, but I've binged a lot in the past week and I'm trying to reset my body to what it was used to eating, so I'm trying to find NATURAL hunger suppressants, not pills or shit. When I say natural, I mean things like veggies/fruit, but I'm not sure what's good to fill you up and take care of your hunger if I get an urge to binge out on shit again.

Oh. My bad man. Wrong for me to assume.

In that case go organic oatmeal with a pinch of ground flaxseed sprinkled in. Make sure that flaxseed is DUST though or it will just pass through your system.

Thanks, thought flax seed was just for omega-3 stuff

Oh lastly, any good suggestions for fruits/veggies at the farmer's market?

Current plans are broccoli, green beans, macintosh apples, plums -- anything else worthwhile?
