Sup /fit/.

Sp, I broke a toe this morning, but I don't want that to interfere with my weight training. Trouble is, I can't figure out how to do SQUATZ and lunges and not fuck my foot up. Any suggestions?

Pic sort of related; not me, but looks pretty damn close.

Tape the shit out of it. I had a teammate that broke his big toe and the one next to it during Lacrosse season, and after a couple of weeks the bastard taped them up and tough it out. Ran sprints and laps and played just as hard.

I agree with this guy, tape it to your big toe (if that isn't too painful).

Just a heads up: it is going to be painful for the first couple of times. Make sure to ask a DOCTOR about the proper way of taping it to avoid further injury or unnecessary discomfort.

Don't do anything. Wear safety boots maybe.

Make sure it's positioned right first. If you have a bone grow back in the wrong shape you'll have to put up with it for the rest of your life.
