i just started working out today thats so weird that the health and fitness board started today too! i'm not a super fatass, but i definately need to get in shape. i ran for 20 minutes and then lifted some free weights for about a half hour. i quit drinking beer and i'm cooking my own food now.how long will it take me to lose about 15-20 pounds?
Aim to lose 2 pounds a week. So 7-10 weeks.
