Hey /fit/, cross country season is over for me and I have a bunch of free time to lift during the Winter season. Whats a good workout plan for upperbody and some lowerbody? I can only bench 50 lbs (I'm really weak!). I want to get much stronger. I'm 5'4 and 120 lbs (I'm skinny too!). I'm kinda a newbie in the gym, any advice, plans?

>>407763In high school, at least California, it's a fall sport...and fall sports are coming to an end within the next 2-3 weeks. Most JV kids will probably be done because they don't advanced to post season.
