hey /fit/ i'm wondering if any of you have ever had a tough day at work/school/etc. and found it troublesome to work out afterwards. Today i couldn't get something off my mind, and i just couldn't find the inspiration to lift, so what was normally easy to me, became difficult. Any of you mis/fit/s had this happen before?

Opposite for me, brah. I can only work out if I need to do some relief squatz.

Um I used to 5 months ago now I just suck it up and do it.. after you start you get the rythm back.. but yeah i agree some days you just don't even want to start your routine..

just suck it up man.. all we can do :(

yeah opposite for me too. if i'm being lazy it can be hard to lift, but if i'm pissed or stressed i can lift like a motherfucker.

really though, you're gonna have off days when you arent mentally into it or didnt rest enough, what have you. just suck it up so you dont regress, and hit it hard next time

well, i like doing it when i'm milling something over. lifting seems to help me figure it out.
