Question. I'm following the P90x the best way I can, controlling my calorie intake but I'd like to try either Lipo 6x or Hydroxycut Hardcore as well to aid myself. I've lost 5 lbs in the last 10 days, what would /fit recommend?

5 lbs. in 10 days is excellent, as long as its body fat and not lean mass. You don't need supplements.

Well, I'd like to have a boost, I am afraid of hitting a plateau really quick, even if following the P90x, hence I would like to lose as much as possible before reaching that point. (Past Experience)

I pour a protein milkshake (30g of protein per serving) into a bowl of bran flakes for dinner to try to build lean muscle.

P90x is designed SPECIFICALLY to break you through plateaus. Just give your body time to master the phase you're on. Patience, grasshopper.

Its just that it bothers me that I cannot complete the Ab Ripper part properly because of my weight, I tend to tip and land on my back when trying the crunch frog, and my gut prevents me from reaching properly and do the heels to heaven and the ankle grab, and my arms are too short to do the mason twist *sigh*
