Hey /fit/,

Alright so I'm basically this weak mother fucker and I want get some muscle on my bones. What exercises should I do? What equipment should I have/get? Should I have protein shakes and before or after workouts?

Basically I'm starting from scratch. Yeah I know I'm a complete newfag to /fit/ but I have to start somewhere.

read starting strength then do it. read up on the nutrition shit. tom venuto's feed the uscle burn the fat is excellent for that. bodybuilding.com has some good info on everything.

The simplest is usually the best.

"Squat heavy, or squat a little. It doesn't really matter either way."
