Fiber One has 114% of the daily recommended in one cup of cereal, which is actually a very small amount of cereal compared to what I usually eat. Eating too much fiber is supposed to have the opposite effect so I'm afraid of eating more through out the day.
I'm not sure how the digestive system works, but I have a stupid notion in my head that if I don't spread out the fiber evenly though the day and instead just eat it in one sitting in the morning, maybe the first little part of my poo will be perfect, but the rest of it will be just as if I didn't eat any fiber at all.
