How do I train my hip adducters/flexors/extensors without looking like a faggot or using the machines?

Hips related.

Put your knees out more. Then squat some more.

Nobody cares what you look like while doing the exercises, unless you're making an idiot out of yourself by doing them wrong. In that case, someone may even come along and help you. Don't be so self conscious.

1st. 1 in 100 have weak hip FLEXORS, its always the other way around
2nd. if you are squatting PROPERLY (sitting back) adductors and hip extensors will be significantly recruited.
3rd. widen up your stance a bit, pull sumo deads
