hey /fit/ weaaboo faggot here. I usually don't post/lurk here but I have a question. How many times a week should I bench to get big?

Currently I can do a set of 10 on 205 and a set of 5-7 on 225. I currently weigh 235 pounds at 5'10 (yeah yeah trying to lose weight and cut down to around 200 etc etc) but I still want to keep my strength up and have big/semi-toned arms to show.

So any advice on how many times a week I should bench? Because currently I just go on random days where one week I'll go for like 4 days in a row and next week maybe just 2 days in the whole week.

Twice to three times a week. Flat, incline and decline benching. Also dumb bell presses as well, and flies.
