/fit/ - I workout a ton, primarily cardio/running, but I've been eating REALLY badly for the past 1-2 months. Because of this, my arms and legs are extremely fit/skinny/lanky, but my torso/gut is now hueg like xbox. What can I do to turn this back to what it used to be?

So if I just return to eating healthy again and continue my normal routines, it'll have the lake effect again, thereby making my legs/arms skinnier and also gut as well?

Just do a normal workout. You'll lose it over time.
