Like most people I am trying to get in shape, I do not want to be a muscle head or anything or a fitness freak like my cross country, track and field crazy sister (I have already tried asking her for help but she thinks that if you are not running like four miles you are not working out and other such things). I just want to look better have more energy and fit into some smaller clothes. The problem is I lack discipline, I mean I REALLY lack discipline. This time though I really really am going to do this, I just need to know what I should do exactly.

I try not to eat a lot of fried foods and while I do sometimes go to fastfood, I am going to stop that. I do not go to Starbucks and order those expensive drinks a lot, maybe once a month or so it is something I do not need. I don't drink alcohol at all. In fact the only thing that is really bad with my diet is the fact that I drink soda. A lot of soda. I know I have an addiction to the stuff, I have tried to quit and got so pissy I almost lost my job. I managed to get it so that I only drink diet if that counts for anything at all I have no idea. I am trying to drink at least one glass of water a day but I cannot stand bottled or tap water which is a problem when I know I need to drink it. It just tastes funny I cannot stand it. The long term plan is to get off of it entirely but who knows when that will happen.

Anyway since you know all of that, is there anything you can sudjest for a diet? I am willing to try anything. I can make the time to prepare my food in advance for the rest of the day no problem.

As for exercise, I have a gym pass that I can use I just don't. I cannot run, well I can but there are some problems that just make it uncomfortable for me to do so. I have knee problems that make it so that it hurts when I put to much stress on them. I am willing to do anything else though, or at least try it.

I am also fairly active at my work, I work in a deli and am walking around slicing and chopping things all the time.

Also what are the best times to work out?

Good work guys. Your insults motivated me to go to the gym! Keep the insults up I plan on going to the gym again today after work!

It isn't that I can't drink water, I actually like filtered water from my fridge. The fact is that everywhere else I go water tastes like chlorine with sugar added to it. Water isn't supposed to taste like that.

Anyway keep the insults up and in no time I should not be so fat! Thanks!

the reason is because you're so used to sweet shit and you're not used to anything else. so stop sweet shit and learn some fucking self-control so you don't take it out of eveyone else. you're addicted and you're making excuses.

it you can drink water from your filter at home then bottle the fucker and take it with you.

what else do you want to hear? there is no magic solution so stop looking for one.
