oatmeal is good for fitness because it is CHEAP, it is SLOW BURNING meaning you don't get a burst of carb energy followed by hunger, and it is HEALTHY because it is just a grain that you make mushy with water. it's one of the most perfect forms of carbs.

it's 100% rolled oats or steel cut oats that are healthy, for reasons previously stated. 'course it tastes like shit but i grind a cup and mix it with 2 scoops of banana cream whey protein powder and milk...shit's delicious, like banana bread.
