ITT: i've been doing 100 situps a night IN BED, for about two months.1. is this bad for my back, since it's on a regular bed. 2. am i going to see any results after a few more months?

thats fine, i did 200 a night and i can now see traces of the six pack without suckin in my gut... i heard you shoudnt overtrain your abs though.. the men's health website recommends the plank if your gonna do abs everyday.
