Sup /fit/. How is my bulking diet?

You should probably double everything, fuck it.

Also the milk after working out isn't the best choice, slows down the absorption of protein, have water or juice.

Last thing, I see no Mcdonalds in that diet, needs more double cheeseburgers

A lot of protein in those double cheeseburgers, and they're cheap as hell, I get like 2 for 2.92, awesome.

Avoid the fries and pop, they're the real killers, empty calories and extra salt ya don't need.

Your diet sucks. Double it, and just EAT. Don't worry about counting calories and being exact while bulking. Eat, eat, eat and just keep eating. A gallon of milk a day, keep the protein intake the same, but double the carbs and fat.
You won't get obese if you keep lifting, so remember to keep that in there, too.
