Those are feces in your small intestine. You need to have more frequent bowel movements. Start off with some stool softeners and after 3 days of taking stool softeners take a laxative. Start chewing your food more and eating more green vegetables like broccoli and spinach and grains like brown rice and whole oats. Eat less bread and less fatty meat like cow and pork replace it with chicken turkey eggs beans nuts or seeds.

, all u need is a workout routeen and eat healthy and things will slowly fall into place.

I woundn't recomend cardo right now cause u don't really want to loss more weight. just a light workout with small weights. 15-30 min every other day, just somthing to start out with. if u keep it up in a few months u will notice a differents.

ps: abs are more about diet then exercise
