Monday, Wednesday and Friday I go for a short jog, do Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred (best workout video I've ever had), and some squats. Done in 45 minutes but pretty good overall I think.

I don't really have a "routine" but what I do is a lot of biking just because I enjoy it. I also do a lot of weight training instead of cardio now because of a few health problems and the weight training's helping me lose weight a lot faster.

Have you seen any results(if you were in a bad shape to begin with)?
At this time of the year biking isn't very appealing to me since it gets dark around 3pm in where I live and it will probably start snowing in a couple of weeks. I've considered running, though I've always had hip+knee+ankle problems which makes me hesitate a bit. Weight training is something I've been interested in for a while but I'm a bit clueless about the basics(hence the thread, I was trying to get the other gurlz to post their routines and, well, copy the one that pleases me the most).
I'm very unhappy with my body and want to do something about it. I'm 5' 5½'' and I weigh 112 lbs. I would like to have slimmer arms, a bigger ass and get rid of the so-called chicken legs. Would jogging + squatz be the obvious answer?
