WTF ARE THOSE NUMBERS DOING AND WHAT THE HELL ARE REPS

Sounds like it, except crossfit isn't the best place to start if you've never worked out before. You need a basic level of fitness to do a lot of the exercises.

Stronglifts is a good place to start. I'd do their beginner program for a few months then start on crossfit.

A rep is a repetition.

You do sets of reps.

3-3-3-3-3 denotes five sets of three reps.
