hey fit its 5:44am and im gonna go running in a while. However, I dont remember if your supposed to go running before you eat or after you eat to get rid of fat. Would anyone care to help?

definitely before you eat for the following reasons.

one you have no carbs in your system so ur just burning off fat.
ull get cramps if u run after u eat
eating after running replenishes running as well as a fucking amazing shower.
