Hey /fit/I want to get into better shape. I don't want to lose weight or anything, I'm right in the middle of 'healthy weight' on the BMI chart.I eat a really good diet, last annual physical/blood tests were great.Soo...there's so many damn things I don't know what to do. Just go to the gym and do a rotation of all the machines? Buy barbells? Do pushups on the floor with my feet up on the couch?Just looking for a way to get started. I dont' want to get hopped up on supplements or look like the hulk, lawdy.Thanks
