hey /fit/.

please critique my routine
i´ve recovered from a disease that made me lose a lot of weight, from 12 stone down to 9 or so. as i recovered i put weight back on, but, for the first time in my life developed a slight belly. i guess it looked worse because i used to have a toned physique, but while i was ill all my muscle just withered. i´ve just started resistance training again for the first time in years. after having done split routines before and never really done cardio, im going to try and do a one day routine 3 times a week with 45 mins of cardio (swimming/uphill running) as a warm up.

am i still going to bulk up with the cardio? if not how should i work on losing fat? does my routine cover most of what i need?

Machine press 2x10
Incline press 2x10
Decline press 2x10
Shoulder press 2x10
Hammer curls 2x10
Tricep pulldowns 2x10
Ab crunch 2x20
Knee raises 2x20

Are shit compared to clean jerks or snatch. Op do either of these, they are the best all body exercise and as such are also great cardio

for fat loss /fit/ praises HIIT

as for c&j and snatch without somebody to teach you proper technique, it won't be easy

SQUATZ and deadlifts are excellent exercises and should do the job.
