Hey /fit/,

I'm 5'11, 258, and 22 years old.. I have alot of muscle and alot of general strength(I'm a bouncer), but I also have a fucking fat ass belly and fat on the inside of my upper thighs. I've been overweight since I was around 9 and I really want to be fit for once.
If you can imagine Emelianenko's frame but with a big ass belly that's pretty much me:/ Long and short, how do I cut my fat fast without destroying my muscle mass and without feeling like I have no energy? Is it possible to quickly lose fat without risking alot of muscle mass? I had a friend trim down fucking quick but he lost alot of muscle along with his crazy cardio/eating and has had to build it back up..

tl;dr Lose weight, keep muscle, how?
