I only mention it because it's a current goal of mine. I'm in reasonable shape, but I have a friend who weighs 250 lbs who can't do a pull-up. Our group of friends are working out so we can do a pull up with his current bodyweight, which for me means strapping on an additional 100 lbs. The kicker is, he started working out recently too, so he's raising the bar (so to speak) in the challenge. If we don't get in kick-ass shape soon, he'll be calling us pussies. Needless to say, it's been very motivating having some competition.
