okay /fit/ fags, i split my week over 6 days by doing upper body 3x and lower body 3x. The problem is that during lower body days i have to do squats and deads. What really sucks is tha ti try to have a light pre-workout meal (turkey sammich with wheat bread and mustard) 20-30mins before i hit the gym but all the squats and deadlifts makes me want to throw up. This might sound manly but it actually sucks and really interferes with my workout. how do i stop this

A turkey sammich on bread 20-30 minutes before your workout is too much too soon.

Go with a few almonds (A FEW!!) and an apple with a little whey powder about an hour before.

So eat an hour before you go. SHit, I usually eat 2 hours before I train, else I hurl.

pre-workout means 1-2 hours before faggot, not just before you go in the gym.
