Get professional help. If you have strong willpower, go to gym and take a personal trainer. That, and controller diet would get you in shape.
And while you're at that, make sure to get medical checkups to rule out underlying medical condition out of the picture. Some people do get fat to medical condition.
And get psychiatrist help........ if you had serious family/relationship problem before. A lot of cases I've seen where people just get obese by chomping on food to suppress their emotional fears/frustrations.
The key is to sought professional help, and i bid you good luck in your quest to lose weight :D
