/fit/ i drink about 2qts of Floridas Natural Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice a day and if not per day then a polish it off as soon as i get up the next morning and maybe start on my next one. i normally grab a glass to curb a snack craving and usually just have a tall glass of it in place of breakfast(time issue)

this is all i drink apart from water.

this stuff is 100% natural and not from concentrate.

are there any detrimental effects from drinking this much GFjuice? im told ill get stomach ulcers if i keep it up.

Doubtful. You should probably be more worried about fruit juice and your teeth than you should be about getting stomach ulcers from it.

Acidity = bad; sugar = okay if you're smart about it

I've read that juice doesn't trigger as many food sensors in the stomach and leads to awkward metabolism. Sorry I can't be more specific, but there definitely is a downside to juice somehow related to blood sugar levels.

i used to drink about 24 oz. of orange juice everyday for about 4 years and never had any problems....and no cavities either for the past 3 years or so.
