so here it is, i'm 6'0 - and 340lbs last time i weighed myself

i'm seventeen and graduating this summer - i wanna ask someone out for prom, but not as i am now with no confidence

so, a month and a half - if i eat immaculate, do hiit and bodyweight exercises everyday, how much can i expect to lose? also, what else can i do? thanks in advance, you guys are prolly tired of these threads but please bare with me!

actually, you can safely lose .5% body fat per week... two pounds is a mantra for people already in a shape other than round

Assuming a basal metabolic rate of 2500, if he ate noting for two months he could lose around 50lbs. He'd also put his body on the path to ruin.

look into a paleodiet. lots of fruits, veggies, and small amount of meat, drink only water. no soda, no high fructose corn syrup, if you can't pronounce the ingredient, don't eat the product. same goes if you have no idea what the ingredient is. Exercise is the other crucial key. Walk everywhere you go. Going to school should be ruled out, but walk home from school. you need to get your metabolism working again which walking and other cardio will do. Also, plenty of rest! 8hrs of sleep is a must.
