Hey /fit/ since I've been out of highschool I've noticed I'm starting to get a beer belly and love handles. Although the belly doesn't bother me as much, the love handles gotta go :/

Any recommendations as to what exercises can target these areas? Any help is really appreciated.

Well op, get a large cutting tool. A common machete is fine too. Using that, cut off your love handles.

Get off your ass and go to the gym. Do moderate workouts involving bench, squats etc. and then cardio for a half hour. Drink plenty of water and the fat (not the pounds) should come off in a couple of months. Stop drinking pop, too.

That's all you need, really.
