Hi /fit/.I'm relatively skinny and eat pretty healthy and try to exercise for at least an hour everyday (i.e. running, bicycling, etc).How the fuck do you get rid of touching thighs? Do you just need to build more muscle and lose more fat?I'm 5'5 and 106 lbs. Any specific things that I can do to get rid of the excess fat on my legs besides just overall losing weight?Pic unrelated.

Same height, weigh 30lbs more than OP. My thighs do not touch. You just have an image issue. Get over it.
