Alright /fit/. Ive decided that its time I stop being such a scrawny, stick of a man. Im currently 6ft, and weigh about 145, I want to get that up to 160 in two months. I want to start working out but as of now, I have no equipment. Is there anything I could do to increase muscle in my arms, abs and chest?

Unfortunately, I live in the middle of nowhere and the closest gym that I know of is about 45 or so, miles away

When I'm out of town on work or whatever, I do Charles Atlas' course! You know - It may be old but it still works, when I can't access the old weights, I have plenty I can still do, which is good, I think theres a rapidshare, why don't you go give it a go? See whatcha think?

Go to garage sales and try to find cheap weights. Try to get a rack, a bench, and a barbell. Get a medicine ball. Get sandbags if you have to.
