And the reason HIIT > Solid State cardio, is because 1 uses X amount of calories (Solid state) where as HIIT increases your metabolism for several hours, resulting in a calorie deficit.
And plenty of people with qualifications I couldn't even spell, think squatting is deep is wrong, but who do you reckon's got the healthier and stronger knees, me or them?
The reason people get ripped and lean is they're scared to huge huge and ripped, because it's hard work.
Seriously, don't tell people to try to reach a point where they're losing muscle mass just to get the numbers on the scale moving, if this is about looking good, the mirror's the judge.
If it's about BMI, then go fuck yourself.
If it's about athletic performance, be more godamned specific.
