yeah ther is something you can do to help ur lats sice you don't have a pull-up bar, since you have dumbbells, do whats called a 'one arm row' if you don't know how, use ur bench, one hand on it and both feet off, yeah it's a little gay, ur bending over, but grab the dumbbell and lift it up in that position that should help
