So, /fit/, as of next Monday I will be on a new workout/diet regimen:30min recumbent exercycle 4 days a week20min elliptical 4 days a week (10min after recumbent)30min circuit training 3 days a week (the days I'm not on the cycle)45min swimming 3 days a week (after circuit training)Cutting out most fast foods (deep fried anything, dollar menu garbage, eliminating some carbs, etc)Switching from 2% to skim milk, giving up chocolate milkCutting back on regular sodas, drinking more iced tea and Crystal LightTaking vitamin packs and HydroxycutI don't have a target weight or any goal or anything, I'm just going to see what happens and if I feel any different after a few weeks. Might as well do something other than just sit on my fat ass and troll 4chan.Thoughts?
