Hey /fit/ness freaks. First time poster to this board.
I'm 21, 6'5" and weigh about 205lb, which as far as I know is around average for my height. I eat healthily most of the time, but I'm not obsessed with it.

I'm a little bumpy round the edges, and I want to get my torso nice and flat (not particularly muscled).

I decided to get off my butt and ride my bike for the first time in four years today, and I think I overdid it a little. Scaled two medium hills on a 2.5 route.

Just singed up for a 3 month Gym membership too, going to do 2/3 times a week.

Amidoinitrite, or amidoinitwrong?
Any suggestions on what I should be doing differently?

Sounds good. If you overdo your exercise then you just need to worry about the recovery time. Stay hydrated, and eat right. Once you recover get back in there. The recovery time is JUST AS IMPORTANT as the workout time.

What are you going to do at the gym?

I've never actually been before, forcing myself to actually do it.
My induction is on Sunday, and it's only a small place.
