OP, food preferences are LEARNED. Even if you manage to lose weight eating shitty food, it won't do you much good because you still won't be HEALTHY due to lack of fruits/vegetables in your diet. So you must, must, MUST learn to like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, etc.--NO FUCKING EXCEPTIONS!!
The reason we're all being so tough isn't because we're not reading what you're writing. We're just telling you how it is. It's hard for you to swallow, I know...but it's the truth.
Now, here's the good news. As I said, food preferences are LEARNED. Meaning, you can change them. Force yourself to eat healthy for two to three weeks. JUST FUCKING DO IT. Stock up on fruits, vegetables, lean meats, oatmeal, nuts/seeds, etc. Lurk on recipezaar.com and figure out how to cook things, or ask /ck/ for help. Even if it tastes like shit at first, just eat it. And I PROMISE you, after two-three weeks of eating it, you'll start to like it *just* as much as you love pizza and shit food now.
Seriously, OP, I used to be in your shoes. I ate nothing but poptarts and ice cream and cheese sandwiches growing up. Even though I didn't eat "a lot"--and usually only ate once a day--I was a 5'8" 200 lb fem-whale. When I went off to college, I said "fuck this shit!" and started eating healthy. I gagged at first. But I stuck with it. And now I'm a smokin' 5'8" 125 lb not-whale. But even more importantly, I LOVE healthy food and couldn't imagine going a day without it!
This is how it is, OP. You can either take it or leave it. If you don't want to change badly enough to overcome your addiction to junk, then we can't really help you.
