Hey, /fit/.I'm trying to gain weight. I've started eating a lot more and I'm working out, blah blah.At the beginning of the weak, I consistently weighed about 138. Now I consistently weigh about 142. How the fucking fuck?I'm not complaining, but I'm sure this is just an illusion. What gives? Water weight? Is that what it is? Four pounds seems like an awful lot for just one week.
did you eat before btoh? or maybe just the most recent? did you shit before both, or just most recent etc etc
I've been eating constantly throughout the day, so "did I eat before" is kind of difficult. Even when I've not eaten for a few hours, it goes to about 142. And, I always weigh myself right after shitting.
