You can expect to a fucking haus in terms of pushups and situps. The method you're doing has a fitness term of greasing the groove and pretty much you're teaching your CNS to remember the movement and even though your training under your max, you'll get results in terms of numbers. However, muscle growth, athletic performance, I am not sure about. If you could throw some pullups or handstand pushups (THESE) in there, you would have beastly fucking beastly lats and shoulders. Pushups (not handstand of course) on the bathroom floor = paper towels on the floor, but then again if someone walks in you'll look retarded or really devoted to the cause.
