I eat well, workout hard, but getting enough sleep is the tough one. I can't seem to sleep for more than 6 hours, my body just gets up. Sometimes I can go back to sleep after a while for maybe an hour or so but usually I have to be somewhere.

Without developing a sleeping pill addiction how can I become better at sleeping longer?

Brush my teeth, wash my face, moisturize. I usually go to the gym around 5pm and stay till 7, hit the hop tub for 15 mins afterwards. Last meal is around 8-8:30 protienz and veggies.

Try working out at an earlier time. Maybe try a morning workout or early afternoon.
I know when I get home from a workout at night I can be up till sometimes 3am cuz my body is still awake from the workout.
