i hesitated betwen /fit/ and /ck/ but i guess its more of a health thing?anyway, i need a breakfast. i am wondering what is the best combo to fuel me for all the day. i am going to the gym in the morning to lift sum weights then i have school. plz halp youre my only hope.1. 2 slices of bread + a glass of milk + a banana2. a bowl of vector cereals + milk + sliced bananas
half a cup of oatmeal with a little bit of peanut butter (natural) is a great breakfast. If that lacks calories then throw in a slice of wheat bread.
