Hey /fit/I started doing an exercise routine at the beginning of August, and I've done a 30 minute session every day for two weeks straight..I had no problem doing it in the beginning..But now when I start the routine I get tired quickly..Shouldn't my stamina be better then when I started?
Try taking a day off, get enough sleep. See how you feel
your probably going to fast
Your problem might be psychological- a lack of motivation, probably boredom. Perhaps try changing the routine a little.
I have a similar problem. I yawn between my squat sets. Is this because i don't have enough blood in my head?
