allo /fit.Am 19, and until I got a serious ankle injury a few months back was very fit due todoing several sports. Since then have not really done much at all.Is a good way to start some weight training to do low res/high reps for the first week or three, before moving to the more muscle bulk building stuff? or does it not matter?

bump cos I have similar problem.Am just starting out doing actual workouts, rather than getting my fitness from sport. Should I do muscle endurance exercise for a bit, or should I just go for the low rep/massive resistance immediately.
Do muscle endurance you faggots, you'll destroy yourself with high weight on a recovered/ing injury.
