Hey /fit/I want to get stronger without gaining much mass. I know that you should keep your reps to a maximum of 5, so I'm doing Rippetoe's 3x5 currently.I'm not sure what my diet should be like, though. Would just getting 1lb of protein per 1lb bodyweight be sufficient in order to promote muscle gain but not mass?Thanks for any suggestions
