Typically you just want to pack as many carb calories along with a ton of protein as possible. Avoid too many calories from fat or you'll be skinny with heart problems.
I've got a ast metabolism as well. When I wanted to gain weight, I stopped working out for about three months and ate a ton of burger king and pizza. I gained 15 pounds. I lost my six pack. Now I'm bulking up and turning a lot of that fat into muscle and regaining my tone.
It's hard to do that, though. You may want to work out for a good six months and take a month or two off and maintain the same diet, then bulk, then tone. It takes a long time but I've gone from 160 to 180 in two years of doing this. I'm 5'11" and big portion of my weight comes from muscle.
