Ok Sorry if this comes off sounding like a troll, but I really am clueless about this stuff. Most of the exercise regimes uploaded here reccomend doing strenght training and cardio on different days, taking rest days from working one point of the body etc for muscle growth.I walk everyday for at least an hour keeping my heart rate up, (I'm still to heavy to start jogging) I fi were to begin doing beginers weight exercises just using my body weight as resistance, would it be bad to do this every day? Or should I still incorporate rest days?I'm only talking chair squats, bridges pushups and the like nothing too advanced.
>I'm still to heavy to start joggingUnless you weigh like 600 lbs, I doubt you're even close to being too heavy to start jogging.
When you train, rest is paramount. It's where your body actually improves itself.
