So i'm on a bit of a depression now. I plan going to the gym to feel better.
What exercises produce most feel-good hormones?
I was thinking doing cardio 30 minute then doing 20-rep shit to get ze pump.

Do it. I felt shitty today, but a round of squats (done correctly so I could feel it in my hip abductors) really made me feel higher.

I couldn't do squats guy. I had insomnia and my body felt shitty. I didn't do squats because i couldn't go below paralel even if i wanted to. I had bad body perception.

So i just stuck to simple exercises like bench press, bicep curl, leg press and some cardio.
