hey /fit/, I've recently started pumping some iron cos i'm a skinny bastard; my biceps are pretty good, but my calves, lower arms and hand/fingers are extremely skinny, do you have any suggestions for how i can beef these up? (especially hands and fingers)

Fuck these people OP, they have no idea how hard it is to gain weight with a high metabolism. I'd recommend eating REALLY high Calorie foods, anything you can get that won't give you a heart attack. They have supplements for people like us, just use those between meals for a lot of extra Calories. Eggs are a good source of protein and Calories too.

to work your forearms/lower biceps, do supinated curls (curl with your elbows at your sides and your palms facing down)

also, eat more. you probably think you're eating a lot, but if you counted your calories you would be really surprised.
