Better eats Anonymous
A little new to /fit/ but I was wondering if you guys knew of any unhealthy or not completely healthy foods that by changing the way they're cooked or adding some ingredient(s) they could be considered alright for a diet. I don't know a great deal about calories/nutritional stuff but any bit of info would help. Particularly a filling food for someone that doesn't eat a lot. Some of my thoughts were baking or just removing the grease from the food.

Carrots are healthy but if you sprinkle crack on them, they're not so healthy man :(

They have recipes that turn unhealthy things into healthier ones, and have tips such as using canned pumpkin to replace eggs and oil in a baking recipe.

I made cupcakes with it once and I couldn't taste the pumpkin. Doesn't make sense in writing but it somehow works imo. |:

Fried eggs - not so good, cooked in fat.
poached eggs - good, cooked in water
