hi /fit/. i came on here a few months ago asking about a problem i've been having, didn't get much help, so i'll try again, since it's getting worse. my legs get EXTREMELY itchy. just my legs, all over them. can't stop scratching. there's no rash until i start scratching, then i get a bunch of little bumps. and it burns. oh god it burns. it's not a normal itch, it's like i have thousands of flaming ants crawling all over my legs. usually it starts burning a few minutes after i've started scratching, but today i scratched for maybe a minute and it's burning intensely right now. it's horrible. i sort of made a connection today though: it almost always happens after i've not been wearing pants for a few minutes (ie. changing into shorts), although this isn't ALWAYS the case. bahh. i don't know. anyone have any clue what this could be, or anything over the counter i could try to help alleviate the pain? i've tried several different types of moisturizers and lotions, can't find anything that helps yet. some of them actually made it burn a LOT worse.

your toes are vaguely disturbing

regarding medicine, consult a professional, e.g. a doctor

op here. not my toes. i hate toes. and really i was just wondering if anyone knew of any good over the counter anti-itch/burn cream. i realize i need to go to a real doctor, not the internet, to figure out wtf's up. i just want something to get rid of the pain temporarily until i can get my health insurance sorted out.

It could be anaphylaxis you're experiencing, I get the same thing except around my neck and back. If it is then there's nothing you can really do about it, except try to ride it out.

stop scratching.

go to natural food store ask hippies for help. The shit they sell can work remarkably well. Worked on my eczema like a charm.

Dermatologist. Jesus fucking Christ, people really do expect 4chan to solve all their problems. Could be allergens in your house, could be something in your pants.

You should get health insurance as soon as you can. For now, referrals are usually free.

Probably allergies of some kind.
