Its a good idea to keep your diet low in sugars and as healthy as reasonable, but the weight gainer shakes mixed with milk instead of water and eating four or more regular sized meals per day will do a lot for you. Junk food is just shit and not great for you no matter what, but fast food is a great way to pound in fats and carbs, which you should be getting a large amount of. Your body uses more calories per day than a "normal" person, so you have to maintain a higher caloric intake than the 2000 per day that is recommended. I made my best gains without actually counting the carbs in everything I ate by making sure I had 2000 calories worth of shakes every day regardless of anything else I was eating.
