Pizza = Have a slice or two, it won't kill you. Chinese food = Tough one, avoid the things that are deep fried. Maybe just get soup. Burgers = Hopefully you go to a place with some real burgers, not a fast food place. Dump the french fries, and if you want, order the burger wrapped in lettuce instead of fries. Italian = Avoid things with creamy sauces, and probably pasta in general as they're usually really big portions Seafood = Delightful, get some shrimp and salmon Tacos = Go to a place that isn't Taco Bell, and it won't be that bad for you. Grilled chicken burritos with black beans are nice.
