Hey /fit/, I'm a skinny weakling who just started going to the gym. I worked with a trainer, and I did really good on chest and tricep exercises, but yesterday we worked the back and biceps, and I was having a little trouble. On the cable lat pulldown/bicep curl, and the row, I have really trouble maintaining form. I can handle the weight, but for example when I pull down the row it just seems to pull my weak little arms up. And I constantly lose balance when I pull on the cable with both exercises. So... any tips for keeping form?Pic unrelated.
