Well /fit/, here I am again. I posted last night, complaining of agonizing back pains brought on by god knows what. They're still there, but less painful now. I've taken some Advil and I guess it's helping. Still, Advil's no substitute for an actual cure or fix.

On top of that pain, not 10 minutes ago my abdomen started feeling bad also. A terrible stabbing pain that rendered me nearly unable to move. It was on the right front side, beneath my bottom rib. It's not hurting as badly now, but I still feel the pain from it every so often.

I was told last night that it might be gas, but I have no Gas-X. Is there anything else I could do to end this pain?

When I had lower back pain I went for walks, and did core strengthening exercises to get rid of the pain. It hasn't come back since.

Did anything specific cause your back pain, or did it just happen? Also, what type of exercises do you recommend?

OP here

Really? None of you have an answer to this? I just wanna kill this pain once and for all, no meds.

That pain in your lower right ab sounds like it could be appendicitis. Its a long shot, but you can read up on it.

Why dont' you go to a fucking doctor.

How bout you get off your ass?

Quick (2-4 months): Fix your bad posture. Stretch your hams/glutes. Strength ab muscles; probably over-working some muscles due to weaker muscles.

Quick (2-6): Get rid of gut.

If you have disc compression, then immobilize the area; get a "kidney belt". And don't do anything to compress the area.

Well, it's mostly gone. It would still be stabbing at me if it was my appendix, right?

Too late tonight, making an appointment for tomorrow.

And yet I know nothing of the sort. What kinds of stretches? Exercises? And what is disc compression?
