I am having problems, /fit/. I have mild acne (Just on left side of chin, randomly on shoulders) and I have been perscribed and antibiotic pill (dox-something), benzoil peroxide and Tremtonin (sp?) and I am wondering if there is anything else I can do. I shower 2 times a day now, I wash my face after words and I try to remain from sugary drinks.

Doxycycline and Tretinoin are the names you're looking for.

yes, thank you. I also hear toothpaste works on spots if it is high in baking soda? true?

Also, find a non oily moisturizer and use it. Believe it or not, if you wash and then don't moisturize your skin is going to try to 'protect' itself by secreting more oil. So, moisturize a lot, and I suggest Dove soap. Showering too much is not good for your skin, it's as bad as showering too little.

Sweating can help. Sweating pushes out all the bad chemicals and dirt fragments(which cause spots) that your skin collects through the day.

dip method

fill basin with hot water, insert head in said water for 3-6 min, coming up for air when needed. this opens and flushes the fuck out of your pores, cleaning those things out. afterwards, you can dip with cold water for a minute to close your pores back up so dirt doesn't enter again.

cleared me up after years of using stupid facial cleansers and acne creams

as for your shoulders, i dont know. i am still suffering from back acne because i cant really dip my back twice a day, and the acne cleanser i use on it does bullshit nothing
