I take a spoon and eat the powder mix for hot chocolate or gatorade. Crackers are fine too.It seriously tastes amazing
yogurt, multi-grain Quaker minis, fruit, vegetables, protein bars, water.
My diet plan leaves no desire for snackage. Never full, never hungry. Worx real nice-like.
Tomato & Basil has 140 Calories, 60 of which is from fat.Also has 240mg of Sodium.Doesn't sound that awesome.Should I just let it sit in my pantry?
fruit, berries, some ice-cream and rice-cakes. Luckily I'm bulking atm so it doesn't really matter what I eat as long as I eat a lot of it.

apple slicesif you're feeling you need to eat crappy, smear peanut butter on 2 halves. It's under 300 calories and you'll be full for a really long time.I eat an apple w/ peanut butter for a whole meal sometimes.
Protein shake with oatmeal.
I'm also in this situation. I need snacks that are relatively easy to carry because I leave the house at 7AM and generally don't get back until 5 PM.
