I basically stopped pooping regularly. I haven't had a bowel movement in almost a week now. Is it possible I'm just not eating enough and burning up the majority of my food through exercise, resulting in minimal amounts of feces being created?
Aside from seafood and skinless chicken, I don't eat any meats. A lot of my diet is brown rice, yam flour noodles, Fiber One Caramel Delight cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, various vegetables (mostly green), and sometimes I'll have a veggie burger or fat free hot dog to satisfy fast food cravings. Basically, I'm getting a good amount of fiber from various sources, so why am I not pooping? Sometimes I feel like I need to poop, but when I get to the bathroom it just ends up being gas.
I have a feeling I AM building up feces and it's throwing off my weight loss progress because I'm not getting a good scale reading due to the added weight in my bowels. I've even taken laxatives and they don't do anything.
