My workout plan as of now consists of 2 muscles on lifting day (back bi, chest tri, shoulder legs) which I do every other day. Inbetween lifting days I started doing HIIT about 2 weeks ago, but I really can't do HIIT the day before or after my leg day because my legs will feel like shit for squating and they do feel like shit the day after squatting. So my question is:

If fat loss is my goal, should I give up or go light on squatting for the sake of preserving my legs, or keep squatting and only do HIIT like twice a week?
