you step on your weight.It really depends on how much you ate, shat and drank before weighing.Weigh yourself after getting up, then you'll have a standard.
Just try to pick a set day every week to weigh yourself, do it first thing in the morning before you eat, after you go to the bathroom, no clothes on. Weighing yourself day to day is pointless.
