Shoes Anonymous
Hey /fit/ I was asking for your guys advise. I had some running shoes and they are old so I need to get new ones. A friend suggested something like a Nike Air 5 v 4.0 or something along those lines but I cant find it. Looked awesome as the sole seemed to form to your feet as each toe had its own segment. If no one knows what I am talking about please suggest a good, none expensive shoe, i'm just looking at getting into running to help get ready for training.
Also I need to work on my upper body strength and was asking for suggestion on things I could do to improve it at home as I do not have access to a gym. Thanks guys

You know where I get my running shoes?

SALVATION ARMY.

$5 RUNNING SHOES.

It last me a year of running up hills, in the sand, in the grass, in the gravel until I have to replace it with another $5 shoe at salavation army.

So ... thrift store ftw, nigger.

Big 5 dawg. They get year old shoes and about every week they have sales on different shoes. Usually there's a few running shoes on sale.
