Diets can and will affect how much oil is produced on your face, which can lead to problems with acne. Whole milk is one food that is proven to change the level of facial oil in some, but not all, people who consume it.
Dermatologists will tell you that the nutritional content of food doesn't affect your skin, and they're right. It's a myth that greasy foods cause acne, for example. But, it's true that the effect some foods have on your blood sugar levels will, in turn, affect your skin BECAUSE of the blood sugar changes. It's not the food's fault, it's the EFFECT that the food has on your metabolism that causes this. Same reason a metabolism that is slowed to a grinding halt saps moisture from your skin and causes dryness, which in turn usually causes acne.

Sucks to hear. While the 10 things I listed aren't a miracle cure for everyone, they usually clear up the skin of the majority of people, because their acne is generally caused by poor hygiene and bad habits. One thing that's hard to gauge with whether or not your acne is being caused by emotional stress...no product can really fix that. You might just have unlucky genes, but I really doubt that.
