Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs w/ Grilled Chicken and soy sauce

Lunch: Turkey & Ham sandwich with Mayo, sliced pickles on toasted potato bread

Dinner: Wendy's Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Small Chili

I didn't eat as well as I'd have liked to. I'm on antibiotics after getting mauled by a fucking crazed cat at work (work at a Vet Clinic) and those things are killing my digestive track.

Breakfast: 1/2 Cliff bar, 1 Starbucks Frappuccino thingy


Lunch: "Mediterranean Pizza" (hard to say what was on it...random veggies, pretty small thing)

Dinner: 1 slice chicken+tortellini pizza.

Over the course of the day probably drank a full bottle of this "Perfectly Protein" chocolate/coffee/milk thing. They taste good. The full bottle has about 700 calories, 42 grams of protein, and 10 grams of fat. Fucking tasty drink...I have a hard time eating enough calories, and those things are a delicious way of helping me stay high.

dinner: couple diet cokes, probably half a pound of mini reese's cups.

Ham on whole wheat with Polish pickles, tomato, heart of Romaine lettuce, cheddar cheese (not the American slices shit), spicy brown mustard, Cayenne pepper sauce, downed with whole milk. I would've liked Swiss cheese and rye bread but we didn't have any.
