Chop up some fresh vegetables and put them in, I prefer Jalapenos, bell pepers, chives, spinach, and mushrooms, then add some fresh garlic, or garlic powder, a large amount of salt, and some flavorful extra virgin olive oil.

Its great as a spread on whole grain bread, makes a really good snack.

this is a staple (only in northeast Europe apparently)
put sour cream (or whatever you call it) and dill, that's it! maybe those onion sprouts...!? (or whatever you call it) although they smell bad and then eat it with whole grain bread (or whatever you call it), it's delicious I wouldn't mind me some right now
