Ok, /fit/. I know you hate fat people for whatever reason. So why do you tell fat people losing weight is easy and make them better? Do you not realize anyone who is decently overweight will end up looking like the person in this pic I found on a "before" section of a plastic surgery site?

So you hate fat people for being fat. If they lose weight, they're going to have loose and fucked up stomachs, thighs and upper arms. You'll ridicule them even more for having a terrible body after weight loss that they can't fix without surgery. They get surgery, you'll ridicule them for the surgical scars.

Don't you realize that once someone is at least 35% body fat for more than a few months, they are ruined for life? Leave them alone. They're fucked if they stay fat and unhealthy, they'll be even less attractive if they lose weight, and they'll be stuck with an ugly body unless they have enough money lying around to buy a brand new car.

Personally, I pity fat people because of this. They fucked up early in life usually, but now their whole life is ruined because of it. No going back. Cut em a break.

There are tons of fat people that have lost weight and not needed surgery. If they gain muscle then that can also take up some of the slack and lessen the hanging effect. Plus better to live to 70 with surgical stars then to die fat at 40 from a heart attack/diabetes in fear of ever losing the weight.

Dude, maybe if you had done some actual muscle building while you lost all that fat you wouldnt be in such horrible shape afterward. Try lifting some weight and your skin will rebound better dummy.

explain. how would lifting weights have affected the elasticity of my SKIN, which is based on things like collagen?

the only thing muscle training will do is cause muscle growth, which will fill out my skin with girth from the muscles. it will look nicer, but maybe i dont want to be bigger and look muscled.

the reason i have a loose skin on my stomach is because i carried a lot of fat there for many years, and the skin became stretched out to hold it. its like stretching out a pair of jeans...once its stretched from a size 32 to a size 34, it aint going back to 32 without the help of a tailor (surgeon for skin) or a belt (temporary fix, which in terms of my skin would be covering it up with clothes).

i dont think youre qualified to talk about it unless youve gone through it. youve probably just been skinny your entire life and you think its a simple concept, but i know the reality of it :|

This is an anonymous image board. People will be cruel, harsh, and say whatever they want. People will try to make you angry just so they can laugh. They will say anything. Move along. Nothing to see here.

Babycakes, you listen here.

I would much rather look at funky saggy stomachs than half-ton whales bulging out of their clothing. They are also so fucked up health-wise.

I won't point out the troll in your post, OP.

I went through it too,but instead of whining about lifting I just did it.After a a few months of exercise and eating good (lots of potassium) my skin started to tighten up.

hahahahahaha man to think people seriously still struggle with this concept is just mind-boggling

That's irrelevant. Your body is different to his. Your skin might have responded better, but that's no guarantee his will. He might also have a much worse case of "loose skin" than you had.

Stop being simple minded. What works for you will not invariably work for every other person.

/facepalm

Skin gets tighter over time.

Sure, some people might need to get some cosmetic surgery done, there are all kinds of skin and all kinds of people. But, on average, significant weight loss can be done without permanent saggy skin. It may never be perfect, but it'll look a damn sight better than the OP's pic.
