Yo, /fit/

Is it ok to not eat breakfast before doing weight exercises?

I know it's better for cardio not to eat first so it goes straight for the fat stores...but is it the same for weight training?

Picture semi-related in that there are muscles.

Then yes, I know. But you'll ALSO notice I'm discussing weights NOT cardio. Fucktard. If there is a thread asking the same question as mine, point it out, please. Otherwise gtfo.

No.

You need pre-workout nutrition to protect your muscles, and feed them all the delicious protein that they need to grow.

The good news is that if you do cardio AFTER weights, it offers simular benifits that pre-breakfast cardio does, because your body is in a carb-depleted state.

So eat up.
