That's great news, yo. I have a little weight problem too, though mine didn't come from inactivity. I just ate too much since the age of like... 10 and drank WAY too many sugary drinks. I think the soda pops are what really did me in.
Now I live on the fourth story of a building with no elevator and I have to leave the house 2-3 times a day, 4 if I actually want to eat dinner, so I have to get exercise.
Keep it up. Regular exercise and a diet low in sugary / salty foods are the two keys to success! I hope you lose your weight.
