I have a bad knee with long-term weakness and the joint itself is relatively unstable and physical therapists told me years ago I could avoid surgery if I can keep it strong, obviously I have failed. Also, I am unable to run. I need to lose ~10 lbs and to strengthen the muscles around my knee. I already do SQUATZ (without weights). Any ideas for exercises?

OP here, I'm definitely going to work those SQUATZ. I had completely forgotten about rowing, I enjoyed rowing back in the day, I must get back into it.

I will buy a new knee in the future when it is even more possible to become a cyborg.
