>>190575 First of all, stop freaking out. Those are just love handles and everyone (EVERYONE) has trouble getting them to disappear. However, I've noticed that you haven't mentioned any exercise besides hitting the exercise bike. Have you attempted any exercises that target that area? I recommend one my ex showed me, who learned it from a dancing student: Lie on your side on the ground, propping your upper body with your elbow. Use your other hand to keep your balance. Keep your legs straight, put them together, and point your toes. From this position, slowly raise and lower your legs together 20-30 times. Turn over and repeat.
If you don't feel the burn in your love handles area, do more reps, or hold them up for longer time. Try two reps (both sides) of these before you bike for the next two to three weeks and you should notice some progress.
