I lift weights at home, i have a barbell w/ adjustable bench (so i can raise the bar and move the bench for SQUATZ), a curl bar, dumbbell with removable weights and an exercise bike. For the first couple months i didn't diet very well at all, but then it just kind of hit me one day that i'm being a retardl, so here i am now. The first 20 pounds were very easy to get rid of, but these last 10 are a pain in the ass, but im slowly but surely getting there.5' 8" 18 year old Male
