What do you do to break through plateaus? I'm a 21 year old male, 6'6", 150lbs and around 10% body fat - trying to get down to around 7%. I dropped from 29% to 10% BF succesfully but I've been stuck at 150 for almost 3 months now. I eat around 1200 calories a day and do 45 minutes of bodyweight exercises every other day.

Maybe try gaining some muscle now, gaining as little fat as possible. your metabolism will get somewhat reactivated like this. Once you gained some decent weight cut further down.

Also 1200 might be a little to low causing this stop in ur metabolism.. 500 deficit is really all you need
