work out lots, like 4/5 times a week, preferably 6 times.
I was a skinny shit like you, now I'm a less skinny shit and less like you. Put on about 1 Stone over a year. My appetite grew and I kept eating high protein foods with some veg and unrefined carbs, typical meal-
meat (chikin, beeeef, pork sausages, bacon or a combo), pasta / bread, green beans and sugar snaps / mange tout.
EAT IT, stay healthy and work out more. also, be patient and learn to love your burn
