1) oatmeal w/ banana mashed in 2) cook a bunch of grilled chicken and store it in the fridge for salads and (occasionally) sandwiches. 3)Tuna with tomato and onion chopped in. 4)Cottage cheese (low fat, non fat tastes like shit), with berries or another fruit mixed in, also flax seeds. 5)skim milk. 6)Stir fry with olive oil, chicken, bok choy, and walnuts. 7)For a snack, try non processed whole wheat pita with hummus. 8)grilled squash, steamed broccoli, any grilled vegetable. 9)Whole kernal organic corn tortillas with black beans, tofu, and green chili sauce.
This is mostly what I eat, along with protein shakes. Im a college student and if you look a decent amount you can find the food for pretty cheap. Also learn how to cook, big help.
