You're better off eating healthy food with unhealthy than no healthy food at all. At least you won't be deficient in vitamins, but you still have way too much unhealthy fats, sugars, etc. It won't make a difference in how you feel or the shape your in until you take out the unhealthy stuff. But, it won't take long before you prefer healthy stuff anyway, especially if you find things you actually like.
