Not really looking for advice, more an answer to a little question.

Last week I decided it was time to stop my daily routine of 2-3 faps (one in the morning before my shower, OPTIONAL one in the employee bathroom at work, one before dinner at night), simply because I felt it wasn't helping my case in getting a girlfriend. I generally felt pretty meh around them, not really that interested, so I figured being filled with man jelly would get me somewhat motivated for some good ol' courting.

ANYWAY, so I stopped masturbation alltogether, and while I'm antsy as fuck, I've noticed some immediate changes in the mirror every morning (noticed it overnight even). My muscle tone had really started to come out.

I've always considered myself having a pretty good body, I take care of it, but I've never been able to get some serious muscle tone, and stopped masturbation seemed to fix this.

Thing is, haven't heard anything about this from fitness professionals or anything, though I guess it is a bit taboo. Probably common sense too, like it's your body's natural way of saying STICK YOUR DICK IN SOMETHING SOFT AND WARM.

But yeah, tl;dr does being full of man-jelly help your overall fitness?

ok so basically I've just got more testosterone floating around? And this has some kind of effect on my metabolism or something? Sorry, not I'm not exactly an enlightened individual.

Yeah man give it a go, I felt like hell near the end of the first day, and it was REALLY hard to sleep, titties kept flashing through my mind, but after the first it just gets easier.

I'm feeling really good right now, at this time I'm usually really tired, but I'm feeling bright and perky after a full days work.

Still getting the urge to PUMP that salty milk out, but it's much easier to push away now. Give it a try, you've got nothing to lose ;)
