My workout is pretty simple, at the moment I am doing:
Mondays: Back, Biceps, Abs Tuesday: Chest, Triceps Wednesday: Legs, Shoulderss, Abs Thursday: Monday, except Abs Friday: Tuesday, plus Abs Saturday: Wednesday, except Abs Sunday: Rest
Every day I do like 2 types of exercises per muscle, 4 sets of 10 reps, and the weights, as I stated before, are from 13.2 since my left arm can't even lift that to 17, which I tried on my back doing rows because 13.2 was few.
