No, not at all. You should still eat healthy for other reasons though.

No, it's a myth. Stop wasting time and go to a dermatologist before that shit ruins your skin forever.

I heard from Wikipedia that alimentation doesn't affect acne. Wash yourself twice a day with benzoil peroxyde.

Diet doesn't influence acne. Food is digested and used for all sorts of stuff, then you shit and piss out the rest. It's not like overloading on pizza grease is gonna make your body go "OMFG WTF" and start oozing pizza grease from your pores.
Answer the following:
How often do you change the sheets to your bed?
How often do you shower?
How often do you wear clean clothes?
Do you touch your face a lot?

It would be awesome if that was true. People would eat a lot healthier.

to say that it doesn't affect your skin is bollocks and you need to understand human body

AND MOISTURIZE. My skin is very sensitive so I only wash with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide (I've been using it for 3 days, so far it is much better than sallycillic acid) in the morning and wash with just water in the evening. Make sure to get a good non-comedogenic moisturizer, such as cetaphil.

Right now there's a mini debate over foods with high GI make acne worse, but right now the consensus is "idk lol, not really." Milk can make it worse due to hormones.

Yes, a healthier diet can improve acne. But it usually won't cure it.

If you have mild, there one day, gone the next acne (like I do); I can say from experience that diet does affect acne, but its not going to magically cure you if you have a seriouse acne problem.
