Are there any risks of donating plasma? Say I do so twice a weak, are there any long-term effects?

I think that that is A-OK. The only thing you have to do is eat a diet high in something, I think it's iron. Go talk to the people you donate that shit to and they will give you the rundown.

only ones every two weeks you can donate plasma.

side effects - usually makes you thirsty as hell... it also reduses the amount of proteins that circulate in your blood.

you will have a bunch of holes in your arms :) plasma needs 2 needles (one for your blood going out, the other for going in)

donno for sure but it might damage your eritrocites... maybe not... they have a life span of 90-120 days, so it's pretty bad if you damage them...

You can't donate twice a week.

Drink tuns of water.

I've been considering doing this as well.

and i know for a fact you can donate twice a weak. Thats why they put the blood back in you. If they didn't put the blood back in it would take 2 weeks, however creating plasma doesn't take as long as creating blood, so you can do it twice a week. My center gives 40 bucks for the first day, and 25 for the second day you do it each week.

you might want to consider giving less for the sake of your brain.
