hey guise

How long should i wait after cardio (i do about an hour of jogging intersperesed with bursts of printing) before eating again? Because if the body continues to burn calories after the workout, i dont want to burn food instead of fat.

thanks :)

FUCK! Look!
It won't matter if you burn food or fat! If you burn fat instead of the food, the food will eventually become fat! If you burn the food in your stomach, it wont become fat!

See, it doesn't fucking matter if it burns your food or your fat, the result will be the same!

since you're kinda doing the HIIT method anywhere from 45-90 minutes should be good. Try excercizing in the morning if you don't already to have optimal fat burning.

Post source that says you shouldn't eat after HIIT.

you know i'm too lazy for that.

on practically every body building site i've lurked on they say that.

f you're doing HIIT to lose fat (which is most likely the case) then you shouldn't drink a protein shake or eat anything before you do HIIT. The reason is, you want to do it on a completely empty stomach (except for a little water about half an hour before you begin) so that your body starts burning fat faster. Otherwise, you need to burn off whatever carbs you get from the protein shake before you even start burning fat, thereby taking away the advantage of doing HIIT in the first place. So keep having your protein/oatmeal AFTER you finish HIIT and then eat a small meal every couple of hours after.

You'll continue to burn calories for up to 24 hours after your cardio. Besides, waiting too long means your body isn't getting the energy it needs to start recovering.

Faster recovery = able to do more cardio = more cardio = faster weight loss
