>20% protein and 30% fat. You got it backwards, its 50c/30p/20c and if I recall correctly most people use that ratio for bulking. Anyways, your body needs fat (the good ones, monounsaturated/polyunsaturated) to function properly (not saturated fat though). Try doing 40protein/40carbs/20fat or even 40protein/30c/30f. Find out what works best for your body
