For all the people posting, its not that hard to lose weight if you TRY. In two steps Ill explain

1.) Dont eat food that isnt healthy ( Chips, soda, cake, burgers, fries, etc.

2.) Excercise ( cardio) for at least 30 min every day ( Jumping jacks, running, treadmill, tennis, soccer, etc.

I just tell them I'm trying to gain 10 pounds of muscle, and tell them how if I just tried to lose weight, it would be 1000000x easier
