/fit/ recently i've given up my junk food and started to eat no other snacks than water crackers with cracked pepper.Are these bad for me? If I eat say 10-20 in between meals? or a good option?
Read the nutrition label and do the math.
Not sure exactly what you're talking about, but check the label. Many crackers are often disproportionately high in [bad] fats, and there may be healthier snacking options available to you.
