Dear /fit/ I was wondering if the following is a good idea.
I don't wanna get FUCKHUGE so I was thinking I'd simply stop inceasing the weight in my excersizes after I get a nice body and simply do more and more reps. What will happen to my mussles if I for example do curls untill I can manage 40 pounds and then just keep on doing more of them instead of using heavier dumbells?
1. Will my muslces keep growing ever so slightly?
2. Will they actually shrink?
3. No differance size-wise, only more endurance?

I'm hoping for number 3 but since I know nearly nothing about this stuff I'm asking the internet experts of 4chwon.

actually, the way you get xbox huge is by doing a shitload of reps with around that sort of weight, you will want to start doing something useful like digging graves or shovel coal to get that sheen, slick, toned armage.

Listen, you can only gain size when your caloric increase is larger than the engery you burn.

If you don't you wont gain size.

Doing the really high reps will actually make you weaker, due to them need more food, and you nto supply in it, you would break down.

FOr example, maraton runners burn a lot fo muscle during the marathon for energy, so it owul dbasically be the same concept

Also, you are a huge fag for being a bodybuilder, and not even wanting to be a big one

Not all of us build only for size, some build for prettyness.
Though I guess that makes me a fag.

So basicly, doing many reps even with heavy weights will make me weaker/smaller?
So what should I do do maintain the same bodyframe? Just stop increasing weights but keep to same amount of reps?

Yep, if you want to stop where you are, just don't increase intensity of the workout.

Done and done

increase the weight, keep the reps the same, eat fucking less.

rocket science.
