Yeah, just exercise at home. Even 10 minutes in the morning and evening would be a good start. For cardio you can do jogging on the spot or running up and down a flight of stairs. Start toning up with pushups, tricep dips (use the edge of a couch or sturdy chair), squats, and calf raises. You can do isometric exercises using walls, a towel, or your own body resistance. A really good exercise is to hold a chair out horizontally at arm's length by two of its legs, get into a squat position, and up again. Repeat. It's squats, and works your shoulders and forearms like a bitch!
tl;dr: Work out at home and in your back yard. When the weather gets better you can start jogging. Buy some free weights for home use and you'll be on the way.
