Hey /fit/ I'm 5'9" 140.8lbs (175cm, 64kg). I've no access to a gym and I've been trying to workout at home for the past month. I do 20x3 pushups, pullups to failure on my pullup bar and this series of ab exercises http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3fU_8kJeXeE daily.
I wanna start lifting some dumbbells as well. I have 3kg dumbbells but they feel really light to me. Which weight should I buy? and how many times should I lift it?

Not everyone at the gym is going to be fit, there are plenty of older women and fatties. Based on your height and weight you shouldn't be embarrassed. So stop being a wuss and get to it.

if you can buy a power rack for your house, go ahead
otherwise, go to the gym

(a power rack is about $300-400)

get a set of 20s and a set of 35s

these served me well for a long time.

next investment is a 100lb barbell, but you should be hittign the big weights in the gym by then

lol, 20 pullups is ok but 200 pushups and 500 situps is just stupid. Do them right and 80 pushups and around 100 situps is enough. Youll ofc have to do other exercises, the youtube video OP linked is pretty decent for abs.
