Ok so i just bought a bowflex body fat scale...
Im worried as to how accurate it is...
It said I was 147 lbs...then when I stepped on it again it said 144...few seconds later..145..how do you loose 3 lbs in a matter of minutes ?

also,i doubt they can accurately measure my body fat (15.8% 5 minutes ago,but now its magically 14.7%..I must have super fat burning metabolism or something)...how can it accuretly measure all that just from my weight/height/age/gender ???

it said i needed 1860 calories..that seems way too low...other sites told me 2070...

so im returning this piece of shit...
tl;dr - dont buy bowflex body fat scale

yea, electric scales that aren't expensive are probably pieces of shit. i've gone through 10 years of wrestling and 3 or 4 electric scales, and the best ones were 300-800 dollars. as for body fat, unless it has your exact hieght, and you are properly hydrated it isn't going to measure your body fat accurately, if it can. also, you need to be barefoot. if you really want to know your weight and body fat, find a doctor that can do it. or spend the money to get a nice scale.

sounds like some junk they slapped the brand name on to make a quick buck. that makes me suspicious of their workout equipment, now...
