Just a quick question.
I'm currently training for the special forces next year, and I've done extensive research on what I need to work on.
I'm currently doing 6x30 pushups, 6x30 situps, 2x10 hangups and 3x18 dips and jogging 30-40k a week (I also walk at least 3-4 hours with a 22kg backpack once a week)
I'm going to continue working with this routine untill december (increasing the amount of sets i do).

I really enjoy working out just using my bodyweight, although especially with the pushups I feel that the progress is very slow.
I think it's because I'm mostly going for enduring muscle strength instead of explosive.
Also I'm about 188 cm tall and have rather long arms so I guess one pushup for me is like 0,7 for a guy who has shorter arms :P

Looking for input, and if anyone have tips on things I could add to my workout.

One of the more important things is your diet. You failed to mention how much you weigh also. How long have you kept doing that routine? Alot of people here will say that doing less reps with more resistance and weight with increasing weight overtime would be more productive. Look into that instead because that's where you get the explosiveness instead of endurance. Of course in the test to enroll they will be testing you on endurance though. Just some thoughts.

OP here. I weigh 73kg, and I eat normal food I guess.
Try to eat a lot of fish, fruit, vegetables etc.
Keep it healthy and normal.
What I'm looking for is endurance, but at the same time I feel I should be stronger. I feel my progress is going good and steady with this training routine, except maybe on the pushups.

Looking for more feedback!
