what do you think of this snack: (trying to gain a few pounds)

Plain Yoghurt mixed with:
almonds,
sunflower seeds,
wheat germ
and dried cranberrys and honey for taste

Seems like lots of protein and other good shit and it sure tastes delicious.

If you want protein, try cottage cheese as a snack?

Sounds good, but make sure you get the cranberries/seeds from health food shops. Other places tend to sell packs of them that are stuffed with sugar and god knows what kind of crap.

the seeds are ok but I just checked the bag of cranberrys and they're those ocean spray craisins things so they're sweetened. I'll look into some unsweetened ones next time.

Less honey, that sounds pretty sweet as it is and you don't want to be gaining weight from overeating sugars, bad for the insulin levels. It does sound goddamn delicious though. Try using flaked almonds, I'd expect it would mix better that way.
