Post Workout Energy Anonymous
Generally, I find myself very energized (almost to the point of being hyper) after a good session of weight lifting (1 to 3 hours). What about the rest of you anons? I usually hear people bitching about being tired after workouts, but I can't be the only one who gets a boost of energy from it.

***On the flip side though, lengthy cardio sessions tucker mer out***

Also, pic unrelated.

Exhausted after weights, but energized after biking.

(although that would fail horribly)

Try heavier weights.

If I do a light workout I'm energized. Medium I'm still pretty energized but weary. Heavy = dead tired.

This is normal. After some strenuous activity, you'll find yourself wired for a little while. Same thing happens when you try to sleep immediately after a hard day at work. You'll be wide awake.

Wiped after running/swimming, feel totally awesome after weightlifting.

OP here. I should point out, often times I feel like ass before my work out. I'll literally have no energy to spare before hand. Then afterward I'm off the wall with all the extra energy.
