Fish Oil Pills ... Op
So, I started taking 2 fish oil pills per day, and was really feeling good up until yesterday. I get this feeling that I'm just really bloated, and overall not doing well. I didn't really think twice about it up until this morning I take them, and five minutes later have to run to the bathroom to puke out fishy nastyness. What the hell /fit/? I'm confused.
Pic related, what I'm using.

I'm sure it's empty stomach, you have to actually eat if your going to use this shit.

Could be both... I don't remember if my stomach was empty yesterday... But today it definitely was. I was about to go grab something to eat when I had to run to the bathroom. What about freezing the pills so that they're released slower. I swear I was puking my guts out for a couple minutes there, it dissolved pretty much completely.

Try it once more after being really careful to have it with a meal. Down a LOT of water too with the pill. Like a full tall glass. Afterwards think of the happiest fuzzy wuzzy lovey place you can think of and hang out near a bathroom.

Ya for real. I'll try it again tomorrow after eating a good sized breakfast. Also, Is the stuff generally good to be taking, no matter what type of training you're doing? Reason I ask is I was a little misguided in nutrition, and was looking for a super protein and fat heavy diet, when I only bike. So, is the stuff good to take anyway?

Also, what the hell should I be eating. I'm a fatass right now, doing as much biking as I can fit into my schedule, around 1-2 hours a day at a fast pace.

Do you mean what should you be eating to lose weight?

Well, I'm trying to figure out how to phrase this. I want to lose weight, but also what foods are good for what I'm doing. Give me that extra bit of energy? I might be at a point where eating differently for the riding that I do doesn't really help in the scheme of things, but I don't know.
