/fa/ I have a few questions.

1.) Will cardio and a healthier diet help me get skinner?

2.) Would it be better to eat before my HIIT exercise or after. Usually I wake up, HIIT, eat, then shower and go on with my day.

3.) I know you guys like SQUATZ and swear by them. I don't have any weights so would doing the squats shown in this video be any useful to losing weight?

1 - Yes you moron.
2 - If you wake up and do HIIT, you're not doing it right.
3 - I didn't even watch the video, and yes probably.

You'll want to actually wake up and be aware of shit, and stretch thoroughly. Then do your HIIT, and put everything you've got into it.

Oh, and hydrate yourself. It would also help to nourish your glycogen stores so you have energy to do high intensity training. But you wont want to train until an hour or so after eating.

By refilling your glycogen stores I meant eating, and you'll want to indulge heavily in carbohydrates for the said energy, and protein too prevent muscular atrophy.

This is elementary knowledge Anon, write it down.

Keeping it in my mind.

In losing weight, are carbs more important, or protein?

Protein is more important, it retains lean body mass whilst facilitating a steady metabolism. Then carbs, in a reduced amount for energy and that's about it. Fats in small amounts just to promote much needed digestive enzymes. Get your fat from sources such as animal meats, fish, eggs, mixed nuts, and extra virgin olive oil.
