So I do both, 3 days a week, starting this week.By friday, i could get through 4 cycles of HIIT running. By the fifth one, I feel like i should be able to run faster, but can't seem to. I don't like that feeling.And I always do my SQUATZ and bench first for 5x5, but by my 5th set of squatz, I really start losing it.i'm up to 250 lbs squatz, and 165 bench.Does this sound about right for a not quite /fit/fag?Also, Summer Kalish.
