my wife and i are back from our honeymoon and ready to get back on our diet and exercise routine.

we spent about 4 months doing weights+cardio/fatburn (also did some kickboxing and spinning) and did not see much results for her. i got some nice muscleage and am very happy with what ive accomplished.

we were eating a loose Zone diet (7g protein to 9g carbs to 1.5g fat every meal) at about 1200 cal/day for her and 1500 cal/day for me.

neither of us LOST any weight. we both looked a lot better for the wedding and all...but we didnt get the slim down we had hoped for.

lots of people here talk about bulking up then slimming down. ***what do i do at the gym to slim down? just some high reps and fat burn?
