Exercize wise I've been using my campus's gym, using the eliptical for 350-400 calories (depending on how I feel), then I go to the machines. Mondays I work my upper body (arms, back, and chest) with 1 middle section and one leg exercize. Wednesdays I do the middle (abs, back, obliques, and inner thighs) with 1 chest and 1 leg work out, and Fridays I do legs (calfs, thighs) with 1 middle and 1 arm. Other than that I do minor curls with 10 pound wieghts when I am at the comp, I always use the stairs and try to walk to and from the gym.
My 34 inch jeans started to get really tight, so I bought 2 pairs of 36s. When those started to get tight, I ran my ass back to the gym. Now my 34s are loose. :)
