I'm feeling absolutely unmotivated. I have so much stuff to do, seeing as finals week is coming up, and all I want to do it lay down and surf /b/ or stare into space for a couple minutes.

I exercized today for a good hour, but that's about all.

How do you guys get yourselves out of these slumps when you have them?

Seriously, sometimes you can't get out of a slump any other way than dragging yourself through it. Like playing golf and getting stuck in the bunker, you just hack at the ball until you're finally on the green. I just keep trudging until it's done.

Or, if time permits, I take an entire day off, and just do dick all. You get some good rest, relaxation, and one day is shaved off your deadlines, giving you a kick in the pants the next day to really get to work.

just take the plunge and unplug the computer

put some instrumental music on that won't distract you but will keep you mildly entertained, make a list of five things you need/should do today, and fucking do them

take a five minute break (time it) between each one, maybe a little longer if they are big jobs but it's likely that it is just pathetic little things like "clean my room"
