Start with 4 or 6 minutes to feel yourself out -- most people don't SPRINT on a regular basis and your legs will fight you for the first training session. Its a new feeling you aren't used to feeling before. Your legs don't feel totally drained of energy - just blown out. Your quads expand a lot when sprinting and this is a different kind of strain than SQUATZ
if anything, do a 4 min session, rest and STRETCH for a few, then do another 4 min session
