I'm about 6'3" and weigh a little over 200 pounds. As you can see, I'm a horrendously fit, firm piece of abs, and I'm looking to change that. I've also been getting very awesome backpumps around my lower back area, most likely related to my horrifyingly heavy deadlifts, or maybe it's 8 inch penis, I don't know.
I'm looking for some tips on how to gain even more weight relatively quickly. I've got the basics down (eat more, lift more hurr) but I've got some questions. Doctors say I should aim to gain no more than 2-3 pounds a month. Do I have to follow this? And what about my back-pumps? Should I just start masturbating immediately and hope it goes away later? I was thinking of going on a vigorous wank-o-thon tomorrow morning but I don't want to make my back too big. And what's good for breakfast? The greatest OATZ possible?
