Hi /fit/.

I have come to a point in my weightloss in which I am stuck, and my weight even raises slowly. It is all because I retain liquid. I know we women tend to do so more than men... but it is really getting on my nerves. It discourages me so much to go on the scale and finding out a weight gain while feeling all inflated...
What should I do to pee more?

Pay attention to BF%s rather then the mirror and scales.

Do you drink a gallon of water every day?

If you don't, then your body retains water because it's is being under-hydrated.

Beyond that, who cares about your weight? Weight is just a number on a scale. Are you failing to lose the FAT you want? If so, just exercise harder. Do HIIT.

I weigh about 15 more pounds than I appear too simply because I'm very stocky and built very densely, who cares? All I care about is how I feel and if I'm carrying extra fat.

I am obese so... well. I want to avoid to feel discouraged like I am already feeling, this sucks.
I guess I have to drink more water...

Only eat air and water for a year straight after doing that I am ultimate fit.

If you are obese, you should not be stuck in your weight loss. You simply aren't trying hard enough.

I know you want to hear something else, like there's some magic trick . . . but there isn't. You've plateaued because you've stopped pushing yourself.

I am trying as hard as I can and I have changed a lot of my habits too. Even my tastes are changing. But I am not a person of drinking much water to be honest.
