/fit/ what would you include in the ideal full body work out?

I'd prolly start with:

SQUATZ 5x5
deadlifts 5x5
dumb bell bench 5x5

what would you add?

SQUATZ 5X5
SQUATZ 5X5
SQUATZ 5X5

everything else is just fucking about.

That's my routine, I do SQUATZ 3 times a week if possible. Benching, deadlifts, pullups/chinups and other exercises are just for GOOD TIMES

5x5 clean and jerk is a good addition.

If you're not a complete beginner don't do deadlifts in the same workout as SQUATZ. Try this perhaps:
A: powerclean if you can do it 5x3, SQUATZ 5x5, benchpress 5x5

B: deadlift 1x5 (warmups+one work set). Good way to do this is to start with power cleans and go up as high as you can, change to high pulls (you just leave racking out from power clean), and then move to deadlift when you can't high pull anymore. Front squat 5x5, military press 5x5.
You could either do them monday A, wednesday B, friday A, monday B, wednesday A, friday B... etc or just monday A, wednesday B, friday A.

i'd throw in some shrugs, just for shits and giggles.

i don't have particularly manly shoulders though.

oh yeah, weighted pullups too FTW

I would do deadlifts, handstand pushups, weighted dips in one workout. And then do squats, weighted pullups, box jumps the other workout. Maybe tie box jumps into the pullups without weights, who knows.
