Hey guys. My girlfriend has a good body I'd say. I don't want her to be all musclebound, neither do I want her to be fat. She's just a soft delicate etc... HOWEVER her stomach/belly area is rather a keg, and I don't understand why. Why is it that only this part of her sticks out? The rest of her is fine wtf?

like in pic, but not that bad. it's the closest thing i could find.

I think it's just a matter of healthier diet, but how do I do that? I don't buy her groceries. Should I convince her to work out with me? Drop weight loss pills in her butt when shes sleeping?

it's probably largely genetic but working out and including ab and core work will certainly help.

dickwad. he's said she's got "a good body". this suggests she's not fat and that the issue could be a genetic one and that only a small proportion is gained fat. this further suggests that there might be an issue of slack abdominal wall muscle that, although largely genetic, if worked on, will pull back and tighten. think before you post, you fucking retard

She doesn't exercise and skips meals. I have seen this before. Her legs and arms are probably rather thin, she may have a double chin/ "thick chin", but her stomach is like that because she really doesn't exercise.

j/k but maybe you should just accept her body. A little tummy is really nothing to get worked up over. Double chins and thunder thighs are MUCH worst. Try to instill good habits into her, like eating healthier meals or telling her how much fun you had at the gym that day.
