I'm going shopping for today to Sunday's groceries. What does /fit/ suggest I buy and make?

spinach leaves, granny smith apples, oatmeal (seriously, down this shit... it's easy to make, is good for you and it's very fucking cheap), tuna (in a can), broccoli (at least where I live it's extremely cheap), sweet potatoes (possibly one of the best vegetables out there), strawberries,Perrier (yes the drink, it will help you get rid of a coke problem if you do, plus helps with upset stomach when you have one, and it's just plain water)(also, when they're in season, they're only $1 a bottle @ H-E-B), rice (make sure it's brown rice), sunflower seeds (I can't get over how inexpensive these things are and how much they fill you up/ are good for you), in fact you should eat any kind of nut you can, substitute all white grains for corn based or whole wheat, flax seeds are inexpensive, and there is so much fucking more.
Lentils too. Enjoy delicious copypasta

also salmon almonds eggs yogurt canned beans sliced turkey. Fish is so underrated as a health food. Also I take a fiber suppliment with lunch. it's cheap and keeps me fuller longer. There's a powder kind that dissolves in food but lately I have tablets that are like big TUMS.

try to keep a 2:1 or 3:1 ratio of vegetable to fruit intake (4:1 is great), mainly because of the sugars in fruits, vegetables don't contain nearly as much sugars and they give you all the benefits fruits do legitimately (antioxidants, vitamins, minerals). try not to get into any supplements, they're not as good as the real thing and cost more for convenience, the only "supplement" I take is accelerade, it's just a sport drink mix I use during workouts because I feel like I do perform better with it than other sports drinks or just water alone. try to shop around the perimeter of the supermarket rather than the "center of death". and if you're going to get oatmeal get steel cut oats
