Hey /fit/,
I'm out of shape and want to tone up and get rid of the spare tire around my stomach and some of the flab out of my ass. Up until this point I stayed slim but since hitting my mid twenties I've gotten noticably flabbier.

I know a healthy diet is essential (working on that) and exercise but I have a small problem: I have asthma really badly.
What kind of exercises are there out there that would be low impact but beneficial for someone with asthma?

Yoga? It's low impact.

I plan on it. I was just hoping to get some suggestions from people that might have similar problems that I could bring up with my Doc.

Most weightlifting generally won't make you short of breath, so I'd do that at least three times a week. And instead of cardio, just take a 45 min walk every day, preferably before breakfast.
