If you're combining that solid physical regimen with a sensible diet(nothing under 2500-2700 if you're doing moderate lifting), you'll see a slight weight gain on the scales the first two weeks, then a steady drop from the third week on. If you're looking for results in the mirror, you're in for a disappointment; healthy sustained weight-loss is so gradual that you won't notice your own change at all until you lose a freakish amount of weight(50lb+.) However, the ladies will definitely notice around 20lb, and people you only see once a month or so will notice and compliment you. And it feels good, my friend, it feels damned good.
