Hey /fit/, I am 18, 5'11 and weigh around 215 pounds (my weight scale has been broken for ages and I am to lazy to buy a new one). My current exercise routine is just to run to the park with my dog, which takes about 7-10 minutes(distance is about a mile) depending on how much my dog wants to run, and doing 10-12 pull-ups(4 when I first started) and 50 push-ups(25 when I first started) at the park. I have been doing this routine for almost a year now, and I can't seem to do anymore then 12 and 50. As you can tell I am not the pinnacle of physical perfection, since my hobbies include sitting on my ass browsing 4chan, playing video games, and eating. So any tips? The most recent picture of myself that I have on my compter was taken about 16 years ago, so enjoy.

Notice I said "about" a mile, its a little shorter. 7 is one of those "run my ass off" times. Thanks for the link that should answer my questions.
