sup /fit/I just finished uni for the year, and I have time to kill until the start of October. I can curl 4 sets of 10 at 10kg, or do 3 sets of 6 at 12/12kg depending on how things are going that day.What does /fit/ reckon I can get to in four months if I go to the gym every other day?In b4 "train your triceps too", since I've already met at least one guy who looks freakishly lopsided.Pic not related.
