Hey /fit/, I have some questions. I'm trying to design a diet that can fit three requirements. I'm having trouble finding something that fits all three.

Because of a GI problem I had I gained about 90 pounds and now I'm trying to lose it. I went from a six pack to obese :/.

My requirements:
Low calorie. I'm talking about a hopeful maximum of 1500 calories. This is for more than just weight loss.

It requires plenty of sodium and potassium. I need this to keep my nerves in good condition.

I need adequate amounts of everything else to continue operating normally. By this I mean three workout days, two hours for two and three hours for one.

Why under 1500 calories? Because I've been able to go around with around that many calories a day while running 45 minutes at a pretty good pace for a couple of years.

My current diet is:
One banana

I'll look into what their nutritional content is like and see if I can find better alternatives, thanks.
