Two questions.1. If I work out everyday and eat healthy, will I have to continue the routine everyday to maintain a healthy weight?2. I'm a big fatass and just recently passed 300lbs. I'm 6'3. Is it best to run it off, do weights later, or do both at the same time? My mentality is to get to like, 210lbs and then get some lean muscle.
