Hey fit, on the days i do benchpress / chest days. i hardly feel it the day after, am i doing something wrong? i dont think its my form, maybe im not doing enough reps/sets? i usually do 3x5 85-90% max lift bench press and 25-30 pound flys. im really skinny and trying to up my weight ALOT, 120 pounds 5 7" , i have visable abs (which doesnt meen much because im skinny) and a fairly low bf% halp?

(new hardrive, no /fit/ or /b/ folder yet so enjoy some sample pics)
