lol, wtf guys my legs are all weird and shit. I did a full body workout. Someone was all up in the squats machines so I was all "WTF squatblockerz" and did pullups first. (assisted cause I'm weaksauce)
Anyway, in order of what I did: Pullups(assisted 50lbs): I weigh 155lbs so about 105 lbs for 3x5 + warmup SQUATZ: 2x45lbs for total of 90lbs+whatever the bar weighs, prolly about 20-45lbs as well Bench: lol I am weak guys 2x25lbs. so 50 +bar = about 95lbs :( Dumbell Shoulderpress: 2x25lbs for 3x5 ABS: I did that thing with the bringing legs up to chest. I'll find a pic.
So yeah, I did a warmup before and stretched after. Just finished my protein shake and feel like a weak dude. I'll see tomorrow how I feel and I'll judge when I go back. (probably 2-3 days due to DOMS lol)
