Hello /fit/

I'm 16, 5'6 and a 145 pounds. I'm perfectly satisfied with my weight. (I was about 200 pounds a year ago).

I had a simple work out plan that I followed for a few months until a few weeks ago, push ups, crunches, and an occasional mile run here and there.

Now that there's about a month left of my summer, I want to take advantage of all this free time I have to put it into a good work out plan.

So, I come here to you, any suggestions?

Exactly. also, being define is just something that you gain over time I'm guessing.
