I'm 6' 0 and I weigh around 60kg's. I'm scrawny as fuck and tall.
I've been trying to work out doing just pushups and situps the last couple weeks, but what should I be doing to get a bit more meat on my bones?

Considering getting some weights for your home. Work out a good routine by looking up things on the internets. Get your diet in order. Plenty of rest. Drink water.

What size weights? What exercise do I do with them?

Find some heavy objects. Pick them up in various ways up to 30 times split up into groups of 5-10. Eat.
