Hi guise, so i was just wondering. I am 75kgs reguar size at 5'10 (178 cm) tall. I am wanting the cut look and at the moment am trying to do evryday 30-50 minutes cardio (runing/joggging/boxing) lifting home made weights (heater/bed etc) and doing the 3-4 meals a day thing. My meals normally consist of 3 meals of porige and one meal of rice and frozen veges. Quite a large quantity mind you of the last meal. Now do you think you could help me out fit as i really want to get cut. I take mens vitamins just incase of vitamin deficincies and also vitamin c. Thankyou in advnace :)

i dont know really ahy, id say that i dont have a stomach but i kind of hav a bit of saggin in the titties wouldnt really call em that but there not pecs -_-! so yah!, also just trying to get really cut look like im at fighting weight yahknow?! like boxers etc (note to self take boxing more often)

Right, well by the sounds of it you'll want to start by losing a bit of weight, do 45 minutes of cardio night and day for a few weeks and see how you feel, you might feel that you need it or you might not, after that you want to begin doing a lot of compound lifts and crunches, someone might be able to suggest a specific routine but I wouldnt say I've lurked enough to be a good judge with that kind of thing.

i think i shall take your advice and do a run both int he morning and at night. I shall let anon know how it goes in a couple of weeks but will still most likely post in here! I do hope that this will increase my overall appearence within the month :) thankyou anon hero is another name for you Lolz :)

i was doing about 45 minutes night and day like the other anon suggested and ive found it to be quite good, not only am I losing weight im becoming a far happier and more active person
