1) 19. 5'5. 145lbs. don't know body fat% but i do have a belly on me.
2) breakfast: eggs, oatz, toast, fruit, black coffee (not all of course, combinations) lunch: tv dinners, sandwiches, fruit, sadly mostly junk dinner: steak or chicken or pork or fish, grilled, with vegetables snacks: yogurt, granola bars, chips, fruit, junk food :(
(i currently have no control over my diet btw, but i do know that it's horrible and i will change it once i move out)
3) stress level is very low. only high when a calculus 3 test is coming up, etc. nothing serious though.
4) i ride my bicycle for about 5 miles 30 minutes everyday. sometimes i play tennis for about an hour, every other day. i try to LIFT everyday, but usually end up lifting only 2-3 times a week (full body).
i get an average of 6 hours of sleep per night on school nights and 8-9 on non-school nights.
