If you don't mind me hijacking this thread...I have a question sort of similar..when I started doing squats and deadlifts at really low levels, they were hard but not *omgimturningpurple* hard. Now I'm squating and deadlifting more than my bodyweight and its realllllly hard. I look like I'm going to burst something when I lift. If I kept doing these lifts at the same level, would they get much easier?
