Stretching ????? SauCe MAsTA!!!
Ok guys whats the point of stretching. When I wake up I jog about 3 miles and I don't stretch. Is it more beneficial to me to stretch before I jog. If so what are some stretches I should do for jogging.

Static stretches? Not do much. Just spend a little warm up time, jog a little slower, loosen the joints, etc.

Of course, if you experience no serious problems anyway, I guess you can get away with avoiding them altogether. But an injury is easier to prevent than to fix.
