Hey /fit/, can I become as flexible as she looks if I'm a man and I'm trying to gain muscle mass?

I suggest trying yoga for flexability

I try to do 1h of stretching daily and I stretch before and after exercising. But my skeleton is still quite stiff, I need it more flexible.

it takes time... but yes, muscleboundness is (mostly) a myth... you certainly aren't going to get there without steroids....

and the ability to do front splits isn't TOO bad as far as things that require flexibility

I suggest Pavel Tsatsouline's Relax Into Stretch. Check out the 7chan share thread for it.

your skeleton?
You know that you can only stretch muscle right?

You got the point, didn't you?
I need the flexibility for a martial art, but I don't want to be thin.

You should also be aware that stretching taxes the muscles, and if you are doing it strenuously, such as hard yoga or an hour (like you're doing), you should be taking the time to recover, and eating properly.

Yeah. Also, you can be flexible as a big man, you just never see anyone that flexible because they have "better" things to do with their time.

Well then, you're talking about something completely different ...
These guys make their living off of exercising and training. /fit/ is more for casual people. They probably can grow to be big if they ingest about 6000kcals a day; everyone else will just get fat.
