Alright, /fit/, I need your help. Please, set trolling aside for a moment.

I've been doing occasional shit that's most likely light when it comes to true fitness (it's Dance Dance Revolution. It's not exactly workout, but it's SOMETHING other than sitting on my ass and doing nothing. I smell laughing coming soon from the last comment.) But, mainly I'm posting this because I wanna get back into shape and there's certain places I wanna lose the fat in:

1.) The double chin shit.

2.) Obviously, the stomach/love handle/fat-hip-roll.

3.) The cellulite right under the asscheeks, along with thighs. Calves are fine due to, sadly, DDR. Guess I've been playing it too much.

4.) I'm looking to improve on repertory and stamina.

Mainly, I just want to know what would be the fastest way to lose the fat and what would be the most appropriate foods to go with it. Thanks for the suggestions beforehand.

Also, pic unrelated.

You can't lose fat from a specific spot, it's all or nothing.

"In plain language, base your diet on garden vegetables, especially greens, lean meats, nuts and seeds, little starch, and no sugar. That's about as simple as we can get. Many have observed that keeping your grocery cart to the perimeter of the grocery store while avoiding the aisles is a great way to protect your health. Food is perishable. The stuff with long shelf life is all suspect. If you follow these simple guidelines you will benefit from nearly all that can be achieved through nutrition. "

OP here.

Forgot to mention that I'm about to do a monthly payment to go to the gym that's relatively close (at least walking distance), so I'll have access to machines and such since I don't have them myself here in my home.

Feh... shows how long I've been out of it. I wanna start again and start hard, but I know I can't. I have to start slow and work my way up again.

Since I got the basic rundown of the foods needed, anyone suggest any specific forms of workouts to do?
