So I had the idea of adding 0.1MPH to my half hour run speed on the treadmill each work out until I hit 12.4MPH (4:53 pace). I can keep up 8MPH for a half hour now...Good idea, amrite?
Makes sense, your the one who knows your limits, but that sounds like good progress
at some point its not going to work. BTW running on a treadmill is nothing like running in real life so maybe you should do that instead

Thanks for the feedback, I bet I can get to a sub 35min 10k before it stops workin...I went from out of shape at a 10 min mile to running a 5:59m mile at 190lbs in a few months I bet this will work damn well...
