I see your diet, and raise you healthier choices. Your diet looks great, albeit somewhat bland.
>meats Why no red meats? Human beings have been eating red meat for thousands of years you know.
>wheat bread replace with low-sugar whole grain, as wheat bread is junk food
>peas/carrots/corn green beans/mixed salad with sugar free dressing/complex carb veggies in general
>oils Only oil you need to worry about is trans fats. Cook your eggs in whatever oil you want.
>drinks You drink what I drink :)
