So /fit/ for the past 3 months I've been hitting the gym again regularly also eating properly/healthy (right calories/fat/protein etc for my activity level) a few weeks ago I decided I'd built up enough resolve to start hitting 5 days a week regularly (I had been doing 4 occasionally when I had the energy).So I got on a M-F schedule (since Saturday/Sunday they close before I get out of work) I have yet to be able to make it on a Friday, every friday thus far I've been sore and lethargic to the point it hurts to move. I have a proper muscle group rotation so I'm not doing like 3 days BICEPS ROAR then like a day for everything else. Am I trying to move too quick? Am I pushing myself too hard? Should I try and force myself for the 5th day or do a few more weeks of 4 days consistently then try for the 5?I'm noticing an increase in strength since I switch to 4 days (honestly 3 days just wasn't enough to go any further) but I'm always sore as fuck on day 5 so I can't make it.Suggestions?(Pic Unrelated)
