best training for the army is cardio and mind training
wtf, mind training? yes, it's all in your mind, then you can even lift 4 backpacks even if you are skinny. I know what I'm talking, cause I am in the army now, much more muscular than our commander (who is real skinny), but he can lift 4 full backpacks! I mean: WTF? he can lift nearly 3 moar than he weights..:!
