- 23 - Female - 5'8" 135 pounds last time I checked. That's 20 lbs more than I was at 9 months ago. - I love red meat and chicken the most. I don't touch pork, unless that is all that is there to eat. (A lot of times, supper is served at work, and there isn't another choice) I like salad, but probably use too much dressing. I eat a lot of soup, and love juices, and drink a lot of milk. - In the morning, I eat at work generally. Breakfast is usually either cereal (nothing real sugary, generally Special K or Cheerios) or somethings we'll have toast with peanut butter, or pancakes or frozen waffles. At lunch, it's variable. It just depends on where I am, and what I have time for. Lately, it's been Hot Pockets. Don't know if it makes a difference if they're "lean", but yeah. Dinner is variable too. Tonight it was Pigs in a Blanket, which, I hate, but had little choice of anything else. It's work, and you eat what's made, or you bring your own. Hmmm. We do use Hamburger Helper on almost a weekly basis. Casseroles in general. Not sure if those are healthy or not.
Are you supposed to completely cut pizza and things like that out of your diet, if you have a problem with building fat on the mid section? And, is it all about diet? Does stress have anything at all to do with it?
>>284426 Limited time means, I don't have time to cook anything for myself. It means, I mostly eat at my job, which meals are prepared by another staff person. I would probably prefer to bring things I would like to eat instead, but it's also much cheaper for me to just eat with them, instead of going out of my way to buy things to eat by myself.
