nah mang, english genetics. I really see no point in shaving, since it's not like I have ALL OVER BODY CARPET or something.
why aerobics?
>> Anonymous
aerobics will get rid of the little fat covering those paper thin abs and crunches will increase their size and definition....and shaving will help you actually see them...u might also wanna eat a bit more but healthy food not like doughnuts and shit

thanks femanon, self esteem get.

I actually do eat pretty well now, lots of grains pulses vegetables, healthy shit in general. used to be anorexic so I pissed away all my muscle trying to be thinspirational.
crunches eh.

21. I used to have major major body hair issues, but now I'm not so caught up with it. I have neckhair which I wanna get rid of tho, I like having smooth neck/shoulders

Ah. I have had a full beard since 17. have manly Arm and leg hair. Moderate stomach and chest hair. I want it to be even all over like that.

I haet having a nice thick trimmed beard, and hairy arms then having a scraggly haired chest.

pale skin and that much of body hair is disgusting. get a tan or shave.

: D. not really a huge fan of the sun. I get my daily dose of vitamin d regardless, but tanning just seems like a waste of time.

Femanon here, please don't change the hair, I love it. Too many shaved bodies on men now, you look like a manly man who could rough me up in the bedroom.

Moderate tan + hairy chest looks manly. Pale just looks wierd. Not talking guido tan, but like this maybe. Pale is not a masculine trait. House has a good tan level.

Makes you look healthy, and accentuates muscle definition.

Or you can stay pale and have 1 less wrinkle at 50 when everyone is ugly anyways.

that's a refreshing sentiment to hear, I feel like I ought to be ashamed of my bodyhair, just cause it's seen as 'normal' to be as hairless as possible.

Hair on chest only looks good if you have well developed muscles there.

what exercises could I look at to develop chest muscle?

I wouldn't worry, seriously I think more girls would love more hairy men. Just bulk up a little.
Sean Connery in his youth and pic related both have manly hair, they're fking hot. Not forgetting Hugh Jackman.

Furry Tanned Lifeguard here,

Tanning is overrated. Some of the hottest girls i've seen these days have that delicious pale complex, and a moderate amount of fur on a guy really isn't that bad.

You have about the same fur as me, and you're not even close to being a bear (THOSE are the guys i feel sorry for). Don't feel bad about your chest beard - wear it with manly pride!

As for your body in general, i'd say eat a bit more and do some endurance workouts as well as core exercises like you want. With your pale skin complex, if you built up some lean muscle mass, you'd probably start attracting quite a bit more female attention (have a friend who's english background has him pale as a ghost with the blackest of hair, but he runs 3 miles every other day, and alot of girls hit on him instead of me when the shirts come off)

Although the "nothing but hair" thing you've got going on is problematic.

thanks for the kind words my furry compatriot. I'll look into more core exercises - crunches/pushups/???

if you're talking about my lack of muscle please check the first post, it's the purpose of this thread.

heavy lifting, 8-12 reps makes muscles bigger, this goes for any muscle in your whole body and it's all you need to know

Lifeguard here again,

CORE: One of my lifeguard friends had the whole "8-minute Abs" he was doing over the summer. I joined him a couple times in doing it, and you get out of it what you put into it.
If you can, get a watch with a timer on it or just have an easily observable clock.
Plan out 8 different Abs exercises.
Do an exercise that targets the Abs for 1 minute.
At the end of that minute, immidiately move into another Abs exercise.
Repeat this 'til 8 minutes have gone by. Remember when you start to tire-out (especially around minute 6 or 7) what you want out of this, and keep your goal in mind to ride through the pain and keep your pace up rather than slowing down.

Core Exercises:
Crunches
Planks
Bicycle Kicks
Butterfly Kicks
Scissor Kicks
Leg Raises (important to not let your feet hit the ground on the way down)
Side Crunches
Legs-in-Air Crunches
Reverse Crunches

As for the Chest, find a bench and do Flys and Bench Press. Pushups are also decent in the lack of equipment, but they target alot more than just the chest.
