Pilates is a good start. For your upper body, push-ups, hands wide apart push-ups, pull-ups, chin-ups, handstands, handstand push-ups, dips.
Abs, i.e core. Start with l-sits, leg raises, crunches, planches.
Legs, come on you should know by now...SQUATZ. One-legged squats, lunges.
>I haven't been doing other exercises because I read somewhere that after exercising for 30 minutes in one day, everything after that will not be beneficial. Complete and utter bullshit. 30 fucking minutes is a joke.
