High intensity interval training. Obviously this only implies if you're slowing down and then going really fast.Cardio if it's straight through fast.
Dumb question:Do I go to fail point (5 minutes tops at the speed I do), then recover nearly completely (2 minutes or so) and repeat that, or should I stop short of fail and use shorter recover time?
