Which is better for building stamina, an elyptical or a treadmill? I've heard both.

Guess what, faggot? You're a fucking faggot. Do what it takes or go back to McDonald's.

>Oh BAWWWWWW I can wun in cowd weadurr a'cuz my mommy didn't buy me any long unduhweah dis yea'.

That's what you sound like to everyone else. I'm from New England, shit gets cold here too, faggot. I still run every fucking day of the year.

Why the fuck do you even want to improve your stamina if you're going to bitch out the second it gets chilly? If that's your attitude, stick to Wii Fitness, champ, you'll have more fun.

So what are you suggesting? Sure it can get a hell of a lot colder, but frozen sidewalks are not to be messed with, with or without snowshoes.

Stamina for what? If you want running stamina specifically, you should run on the treadmill. If you're trying to improve general cardio fitness, either one is fine so long as your heart rate stays elevated.

the treadmill is better for building stamina as it is way harder than an elliptical machine... so i'd stick to the treadmill unless you can find a fieldhouse with a track.
