/fit/, good as meal replacements?
it has like 60g of "all-natural" sugar

They're still probably simple sugars which don't keep you full very long. Don't be so lazy and make real food.

Protein, fat? If not, then fail.

It's always best to eat food instead of drinking it. Solid food has more of a thermic effect in your body.

If you're looking for a meal replacement, eat one of those little cans of tuna on a slice of whole wheat bread. It's still fairly convenient. Be sure to use some breath mints afterwards though.

all natural sugar? GTFO of here, what a scam.

Sugar from sugarcane is all natural as well.

two points. one is you can have too much natural sugar. I'd dilute that with a lot of water. Or just not drink it. Something like 10g sugar per hour? But I never really tracked my sugar grams though. Just something I heard one time.

the other is raw sugars, cane sugar, etc can still be refined. it's just propaganda ingredient listing.
