/Fit/ I need help.

I'm the serial biker that posts a lot here. Ever since it started snowing I switched over to running.

Every day it seems that I can run further and further. However, although I've kept my eating habits the same (1600 calories a day split into 4 balanced meals with healthy crap) I'm somehow stuck between 185 pounds and 190.

I don't know what to do. Each day I'm running more and then doing 20-25 minutes of weights on a different body part 6 days a week.

I just want to be thinner /fit/. That's it. Please help; I donate all the advice/music/everything I've got to this board; just need some help as you've given in the past.

Measure your fat instead of your weight, using a caliper. It's possible that you are gaining weight in muscle that is being lost in fat. It might take a few months before you realize that you've actually been losing fat, if this is the case.

I got my body fat tested today. It said I was 21% body fat. Yet, back when I was 225 pounds, I was 22% body fat and couldn't do 90% of the exercises I'm doing now at the intensity I'm at now because of strength.

So I've only lost 1% body fat and 40 pounds of muscle?
