So /fit/, since I've improved my diet and began working out a lot, I find the outsides of my thighs and my calves have broken out in pimples.

I've never had acne before. Why is this?

body is expelling the bad, ugly, gross, fatty tissue through the skin, pretty obvious since you are also working out. Once you have stayed on a healthy diet for a while, it stops. It sure is annoying though while it lasts.

are you retarded? you think the body sweats fat?

OP: Sounds like a skin irritation/hygiene issue, probably from the sweat produced from the exercise. Shower more and shower right after working out.

This, though the other isn't entirely wrong. It doesn't excrete all the shit he thinks, but the changes do play a role in it.

Much like normal acne, washing more and sooner after working out will help and over time as your body gets accustomed, it should decrease.

If not, see a dermatologist or some other type of doc and they can tell you specifics on what to do to get rid of it. (It's not serious, just annoying).
