I'm a fatty. But I don't want people around when I'm breaking a sweat in my ATLUS shirt and I don't want to buy anything that costs more than $5. I'm 5'10", 300 lbs, and am fairly strong for my non-existant fitness level. What sort of workout can I do inside my home with basically nothing (or household items) that will help me burn my fat. Something that I can do in 30 minutes daily or an hour 4x a week would be good.CLIFF NOTES:I'm looking for a bodyweight or household item workout that I can pick up immediately and do inside my home. Alone. Also, diet recommendations are welcome.
half-empty bags of rice/flour/etc as weightsjump rope (or just jump around)if your house is large enough, walk around in circles. if not, find a hiking or running path and go there.do these things for 2 hours at least once a week for the rest of your life.
Playing Disgaea doesn't help, as you may have noticed. :3Running in place, jumping jacks, jump rope, et cetera. Picking up and using a bike would be an enjoy method of both exercise and inexpensive transportation.
BTW. every fat guy thinks they are strong until they get around people who actually have worked hard for years. You are not strong, you are just stronger than your friends because they carry less weight than you day by day. You are not strong. Never claim it. I found it out recently.

This thread is relevant to my interests.
Don't forget the standbys: push ups, situps, mountain climbers, eight-counts, dive bombers...The easy part is figuring out what to do.
Sandbags are good too.
run up and down stepsexercise bike?
first of all if you wanna get anywhere with results you gotta not give a fuck what other people think. If you go to a gym people are also working out there and trying to do the same thing as you, get in shape. Second of all realize that getting to where you want to be takes time. dont be in a rush to try and get results fast and never get discouraged end eventually you'll get there.
