Wtf is up with this mis/fit/s?!

All week i've been practicing a completely healthy diet (5 small meals a day, usually of just fruits and meat, sometimes some bread) and my weight was the same every morning (219-220)

Yesterday I go fuck it, i'm going to eat one huge meal, maybe i won't lose weight, but it's saturday, etc etc, so i have a semihealthy huge sandwich

now wtf, it's night, i've eaten three meals today, and i just weighed myself.

212

I drank a lot of water today, ate a fair share, etc etc.. not to mention i've been weight lifting, so i'm fairly sure that those 8 mystery pounds will be back tomorrow

so what i want to know is, what's a better way to measure my progress?! (i don't know how to do that body fat percentage shit so :( )

i would suggest two things, get a flexible measuring tape and measure around the widest part of your upper arms, middle of the thigh, widest part of the calf, bust/chest and your waist. write this down. then work out eat right for a week and revisit & track down your measurements. also, weigh yourself only once a week. this way, when your body starts to replace fat with muscle, and you gain, you dont shit a huge brick. some people check every day and get discouraged because they see themselves gaining weight.

i would pick a day and measure myself that day once a week only. ftw

will try those v-ups

and my last question

i did i think 4 sets of 13 reps of bicep curls, and my biceps are sore (as expected :D ), but also i have tennis elbow like a bitch (hurts as fuck to extend the arm)

is it my form or is this to be expected?

the body naturally fluctuates a few pounds every day due to water. conversely, you maybe finally shat it all out?

towel rack

no, i always move the scale away from the towel rack so my stomach doesn't get stuck on it and give me false hope...

on a side note, why the fuck is the BMI overweight/obese/normal scale so fucked up..

I am fucking fat, and yet i'm only one point away from being in the "normal weight" catagory.
