hey /fit/.....please help.....I want/need to lose weight and have begun a strict diet regimen of lots of fruits/vegetables, grilled chicken/tuna, and small portions of carbs such as white rice or baked potato.....no soda only water...and twenty minutes of treadmill a day (its all i have time for)

however, I can't give up beer.....will drinking beer fuck up my diet? I dropped 10 pounds my first week...went from 250 - 240 i'm 5'10......by following the above regiment w/o beer....

However, i'm craving birras and usually drink about 10-15 beers a week.....and not bud or miller or shit....I drink German or Belgian beers that are high in carbs and calories......

can it be possible to still lose weight if i drink beer and follow the above diet/exercise regiment?

pic is me b4 trying to get sexy

if you're going to drink 10-15 beers a week and go on the treadmill for 20minutes. you might as well give up you fat fuck.

you don't need to cut down your diet by a huge amount right away. Just cut little by little, your stomach (the organ) will naturally shrink and you will feel full from smaller portions.

what other exercises besides cardio can I do to help? Will doing sit-ups do anything while i'm this fat? I should I hold off on muscle exercises and lifting weights til i'm down to 180?

not OP but what about spirits, im a fairly heavy spirit drinker, (anywhere between 1 to 3 bottles of Whisky a week), will this fuck up my diet?

1 oz of gin/whiskey/vodka/rum etc has about 64 calories + what the amount of calories in the soda or juice you mix it with....so yea....its alot almost equal to beer
