/fit/ I need some help.

Whenever I do bicep curls or tricep excercises, I get intense pains in my forearms after the last rep when I put the weight down. It's the kind of pain that makes me think my bones are preparing to snap. That is something I don't want to have happen. Also, I really don't want to lower the weight, since I'm trying to build strength currently. Is there anything I can do help my forearms out? I drink a lot of milk (low fat btw), so my bones should be in good shape.

tldr: My forearms hurt when working bis and tris.

you might want to see the doctor about it, is the pain in the muscle or the joints?

It's not near a joint. It's right in the middle of my forearm on the side that lines up with the pinky finger.
