Hey /fit/. I just started HIIT and a 5 meal a day plan plus some other excersize/ light weight training. I'm not one to expect any miracles, but i cant help but feel im doing something wrong. I dont seem to be going anywhere, besides being able to do HIIT for longer. I'm 5'11"-6' and 142 lbs. (in b4 underage b&). Any suggestion and/or comments
