Dear /fit/,
Due to a fucking faggot, I won't be able to head to the gym, finish up, wait some time, and then eat dinner at 9:00 PM. This is a bit late, from what I've heard. What do I do? Stay up until 2:00 AM? I normally eat at around 7:00 PM and sleep at 11:00-12:00 PM.

That depends on whether you want to or not. You're better off skipping the meal to get your rest. It won't hurt one-off. Just at least get some protein after your workout and you'll be fine.

It won't hurt skipping a night time meal. Unless you're eating like a dipshit and have 600kcal meals as your final meal. Just munch on some almonds or my nuts.

Eat your series calorie shit and go for a 30 minute walk outside. It'll help with your digestion, and give you a better sleep.
