i have a question for the athletically inclined out there
i've started doing a lot of cardio lately, and i find when i push myself hard sometimes my ears will clog, like when you're driving in the mountains and you need to pop your ears, that'll happen when i'm running
last night i was pushing myself particularly hard and my skin went all red and i got really cold
what does this mean? and how do i fix it?

could be a variety of things.

Make sure you're hydrated,
Use rubbing alcohol on your ear.
