cut down on your intake of dairy products (especially cheeses) and 'processed' meats. And just start to explore various methods of exercise to see what ones suit your needs. My personal favorite, which i would suggest since it can be done indoors, is the brazilian martial art/dance "Capoeira". A lot of people have never heard of it before but if you live in a large town there is bound to be some crazy brazilian that teaches it, otherwise there are all sorts of online forums and videos, plus books and dvd's. Its nice because depending on what style you want to practice the most it takes very very very little space and is amazing for a cardio work out
