Hey /fit/

so i'm another fatfag. i've been lifting a few years, but the past year i havent worried about weight because I was out of school and worked 3rd shift, so no social life. now i'm back in college and I need to lose weight.

I'm 6' 240. I need to drop at least 30lb. I'm looking for diet advice. I'm thinking of just eating poultry and vegetables with a low cal fruit and whey smoothie pre workout. I can only lift 3 days a week cause of my schedule.

will I be able to drop weight fast without losing muscle?

30lbs aint that much, maybe a 20 minute jogging routine 5 days a week. The weight is just for bulkying up, and about the food, anything that doesnt involve cooking with oil or fatty foods, try tuna, chicken(no oil involved), and a nice salad before your main meals.
