Hey /fit/ what are some good no-equipment routines for the abs, obliques, back? Also, anything interesting for the pectorals, deltoids, and trapeziums? I just want a bit more to do along with push-ups and crunches and the like. See, I already do those basics as a warm-up. And I do quite a bit of karate bullshit, and instruct a couple days out of the week. So basically, my legs, triceps, any muscle directly pertaining to karate are pretty good, but I don't do much for anything else. At least not with the purpose of building muscle.
