'Sup /fit/.
It took me 6 years to gain 30 pounds with constant eating. I feel the need to lose it again. Would it be difficult to lose?

Start running.

I weight 250lbs and have just started 30 minute daily workouts of running for one minute then walking for four. In a weeks time it'll be running for two minutes and walking for three, and so on. Feels good man.

eat healthy food.. Drop all candy, chips, soda and such.

It sucks to drop sweet things you really like. But it is well worth it. I'm a slave to the soda companies, or I used to be. It is not far as bad as it were before.

But again, drop all the sweet calorie bombs. eat fruit instead of chocolate/snack bars.. and simple things as walking 20-30min a day will make one hell of a diffrence if you're not used to it.

You won't know that until you try. Now get off your lazy ass already.

If running hurts your joints too much at the start like it did me, focus on elliptical machines and other low impact ways of cardio.
After slimming down a size (or two) and gaining enough muscles, running was easier for myself and probably for you too.
