/fit/,Recently my biceps have been so sore during my workouts that its really hindering me from pushing myself. This is the kind of soreness you get the next day after a brutal work out, except I'm getting it right in the middle of my routine, even when I'm doing exercises that don't primarily work biceps. Its been really frustrating, like I could barely do dips today because my arms would give out because of this. What's weird is they'll feel fine two hours later.tl;dr: Why do my biceps instantly experience the soreness of the day after an extremely intense work out, and what can I do to keep it at bay? Also, not a fatty, 5'11 and 150lbs.
why does everyone on /fit/ have to be a fat fuck that probably doesn't even know what a dip is.
sounds like you're not giving them enough time to heal
>>410648OP here. I'm a female.
try doing biceps right at the end of your workout, that way you'll atleast get everything else done.
How much recovery time are you giving yourself between workouts?
shit happens. keep working at it and it'll probably go away after a week or two.
