Puffy Nipples,

Do you have them? Do they ruin your chest physique? Is surgery legit?

Iono I guess.
I burned more fat and built some muscles, now they are almost gone.

Before you pay thousands for surgery, buy the Chest Coach.

I have no idea if it works. It looks legit. You have nothing to lose.

http://www.gynecomastia-md.com/

You'll find everything you want to know in there.

And yes, surgery is very legit. Just gotta choose a good surgeon, like the one in the above website (probably the best in the country).

A bad surgeon will botch your nipples, causing an infection, which may leave you with the really bad option of actually having to tattoo a new areola.

Not cool.

OP Here, Chest Coach sounds like a scam. It has all of the criteria of a scam/telemarketing-esque website.

Surgery is expensive, but it seems to be the only real option.

I have had puffy nipples since I was 13, but I was also 40 pounds overweight back then. Now I'm 5'7 160 pounds and muscular. I do not have breasts, just puffy nipples.

It bothers me a lot more than it should.

Please don't tell me they won't go away without surgery.

I'm barely 10lbs overweight and I have them I've lost 5 lbs and my nipples have been getting hard every time I run / lift weights even though I'm hot. I was hoping this is a sign i'm doing it right and it is fixing itself.
