BODY DETOX Anonymous
I'm not sure how much I believe in all this hype about how our bodies are filled with toxins we absorb from food and air and shit like that but I was reading about how candida, yeast, can accumulate in the intestines and cause health problems, including acne. This seems to be true.

So, I was thinking of doing some detox program (no Scientology jokes, please). What does /fit/ think? Are they safe? Do they work? Any particular brands? Pic related.

Just drink enough water and you're fine.

what you need to take into consideration is all the

for detox get what works for you and research. don't forget to get something that will replenish lost nutrients and DRINK LOTS OF WATER

if i was you I wouldn't trust commercial brands but to each their own

tl;dr: then you shouldn't be detoxing to begin with

Just drink milk thistle tea every once in a while if you're really bent on it. It's a pretty decent detox for the liver.
There's no need for Super Colon Blow-type products, most of them are total scams anyway. Drinking plenty of water and eating a good diet keeps your intestines pretty healthy unless you have IBS or something.

Op here. I should probably stay away from overpriced commercial brands, but I've heard that the "salt-water flush" and magnesium oxide, lemon juice combo do some impressive spring cleaning.
