The quality of your fitness endeavors. Say you go running, and your goal is to hit 2 miles nonstop full bore, you should concentrate on that task as opposed to music. If you have music to distract you, your body will by its own volition slow down. If you put your mind to the task at hand, it simply enhances your mental toughness and you will more likely achieve your physical goal.
If I were to talk weights, by God I wouldnt want music in the background to distract me from performing quality repititions. Ever use a Kettlebell? You dont want any distractions with one of those, especially when they are suspended above your head.
Your mind has as much to benefit as your body if you focus 100% on what youre doing. Thats all Im suggesting.
