Like the honkey above me stated, weight-training is the way to upper-body strength, not huge amounts of push-ups. You aren't putting the stress onto your body that you would with heavy compound movements.
Also you need to work-out your entire body, to stimulate hormonal growth, not just your upper body. It'll also raise your metabolism, which you'll need because you need to knock your fucking calorie intake up to at least 2200 calories a day.
What you're doing is partially starving yourself, catabolizing muscle, and soon you'll be stuck with no muscle and a shit-load of fat left.
Also you have the Gyne, those aren't just plain man-boobs.

If you can't then you should do a full-body bodyweight routine, you need to workout your entire body, not just your arms.
