How do you know which body type you are? Anonymous
Endomorph, Mesomorph, or Ectomorph?

Is there a test people took or did you just look at the descriptions of each and decide that resembles you?
>> Anonymous
the latter.

these divisions are sort of made up, and only describe an individual at a specific time...

No. they are not.

Op here,

I've been trying to find tests on the internet about finding out your body type, but I don't think any of them get descriptive enough for me to trust it.

Even with descriptions, I'm finding I have some qualities of mesomorph and endomorph.

that is why internet geniuses invent categories like "endo-meso"

big fat guys and little tiny guys and tall skinny guys all build muscle and/or lose fat in the exact same way.

See, here's where I think which side you're closest to matters.

As for the muscle-building, what body type you are is suppose to even determine your exercise habits for building muscle according to this article: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/becker3.htm

What about Animorph?

I'm a furry. A sleek little cat. Meowr Meowr.

Body tpes are bullshit, workout what works for YOU and do it.

With sufficient calories, protein and stimulation we all grow.

With insufficient calories, enough protein and work, we all lose fat.

The rest is just limitations you can imply on yourself ot be lazy.

that is simply not true, if you're body wont allow you to build muscle like Dorian Yates, then it wont. It's not a matter of simply not putting the effort in
>> Anonymous
FFS I'm a fucking endomorph. well thats shit.
>> Anonymous
same here.
Does your body type change the more you work out?
Is it even possible to get /fit/ being an endomorph or am I going to have a fat ass forever?
>> Anonymous
>>125418
sure you can be fit, even if you're still overweight it's better for you health to be fit and overweight than to be skinny and unfit.
>> Anonymous
Xenomorph here
>> Anonymous
REGARDLESS OF YOUR BODY TYPE, IT'S ALWAYS POSSIBLE TO PACK ON MUSCLE AND LOSE FAT
cut the bullshit excuses
>> Anonymous
>>125420

>> Anonymous

>> Anonymous
>Does your body type change the more you work out?

No, it's what you naturally were.

Unless you have some fucked up Thyroid problem, you can do whatever the fuck you want to do with your body.
>> Anonymous
>>125455

>> Anonymous

>> Anonymous
