Help a fatty out Anonymous

I'm a fatty (6'4", 245lbs) and I've been trying for about 2 months now to lose some weight. I have access to a treadmill and one of those shitty boflexes 4-5 days a week. I've been running on the treadmill at least 2 miles daily (recently started trying for alternating 3 miles and 2 miles). My endurance has always been shit but it's getting better. I neglect the bowflex because my primary concern right now isn't muscle mass and I just plain hate the damn thing.

I don't eat all that unhealthy but not that healthy either. For breakfast I either have a banana or some scrambled eggs and toast or one of those whey protein shakes (bad idea for weight loss I assume). Lunch I have a turkey sandwich usually and dinner a chicken breast and some salad or something along those lines. No dessert.

Running outside or joining a gym is not possible right now because of time constraints + fatty's social anxiety. Given these confines, can /fit/ think of anything that a person who has given next to no thought to fitness all his life may be overlooking that could help him lose some weight?

I see you there, being fat, seriously go run around your neighbor hood, people will look at your fat ass and be glad you are finally doing what you need to do. then after you lose weight they will complement you and your life will be complete because if you are so afraid of other people seeing you, you are obviously yearning for positive human contact.

I'm exactly like the OP in size, shape & even the whole Social Anxiety thing.

The best thing to do(as I was told): eat GOOD carbs, go do a run or bike or whatever, eat some protein after. Drink an assload of water and stay away from bad foods.

Fellow fattie here. 5'3, started at 278 currently 237 (pic is a few weeks old).

Your meals seem ok, always remember portion control! I was eating healthy choice/lean cuisine meals out of the freezer box for a month for every meal (except breakfast: oatmeal,a piece of fruit, 1 slice of turkey bacon) before I lurn'd sum portion control (I basically remake the recipes, but now they are preservative free). Also after the first two weeks of fail Wiifit workouts (how does this make you fell /fit/, etc.) that really didn't do shit for me, I just started riding bike, jogging and motherfucking DDR (Heavy/Challenge mode, 7 ~ 10 foot songs only). Yeah, I'm also waiting till I'm >200lbs before I even set foot in a gym (insecure, etc.).

Closer to 41 lbs in 3 months. Basically eating 1500 ~ 1800 calorie a day diet (three 350 ~ 450 calorie meals a day and three 100 ~ 200 calorie "snacks" a day - pretzels, banana, yogurt, etc. - cuz a 350 calorie meal is fucking portion control to the max, goddamn they're tiny, but oddly filling now... stomach shrinkage, etc.). and then exercising 600 ~ 900 calories a day (biking or DDR for an hour, jogging for 30 mins).
