/fit/I"m 6'0 and 216 lbs. I started at 230lbs in january. As it happens at the end of august I will be going to NYC to see old friends and I want to impress them with my weight loss.Tomorrow I'll be doing 30-45 minutes of weights concentrating on arms, shoulders, lower abs and biceps. Then I will do 7 miles of jogging/walking. In the evening I will be playing tennis. This will be my schedule for the rest of the summer until I go to nyc.I have quit smoking and drinknig as well./fit/ I need would love some input on what I can do help myself get toned and foods to eat. I do eat flaxseed, quinoa, bananas and yogurt on a regular basis.
1.play tennis 3-4 times a week.2. eat less fatty3.Run..run motherfucking RUN4.?????5.PROFIT!
