Do any of you do yoga or tai chi? How is it?

I know it mostly works your flexibility, but what about the mental or meditative aspects of it? WOuld it help ADD much?

I'm taking a theatre movement class for one of my in-out courses.

It's nothing but hatha yoga and tai-chi.

It's been doing wonders for my mobility, stamina, and flexibility. I've notices I'm a lot calmer in my thoughts and I can multitask without getting as stressed out as I used to.

When taught properly, both of them are amazing for you physically and mentally. Tai Chi especially for the martial aspect.

You should seek out a class, but there's nothing wrong with a book, though instructional videos/DVDs are better.
And I loves me some Yoga.
