I'm about 1.88 meters and weight about 78 kilograms. I'm basically skinnyfat and my body looks terrible. No muscles at all.

What would you recommend gentlemen?

Would a lot of cardio do, or should I start working out?

The thing that bothers me with working out is the bulking though. Seems kind of bothersome to keep a tight-ass diet.

Because one inhibits the development of the other. I only bench 55-80, but I prefer to run. I just do maintenance weights.
