what's the best weight gainer shake? I've been using GNC Mass XXX along with protein shakes in the morning at at night. How good is Cytogainer and the like?

I need a replacement in the next few days.

I already eat those. I need something to go with my shakes, I eat till im stuffed every other occasion. Further I usually have about 10 minutes tops to eat my first shake in the morning (less if I oversleep) so I cant prepare anything

hey OP, i've been wonderin the same thing for quite a while. dont get cytogainer it is too pricey for as many servings as you will get. i've been looking at ON serious mass weight gainer, it looks pretty solid. Oh, and if you have ever heard of muscle juice...dont get it......60g sugar per serving lol

Throw a couple eggs in your shake as well (I throw 3 of them in there), you don't taste them at all and it will add a few cals + protein. A scoop of PB, grounded up oats = mass gainer shake. Don't buy mass gainers, just spend the money on whole milk. Drink half a gallon - a gallon a day. In a month of heavy lifting + all that milk, you will put on massive poundage.

Tried that for awhile, but got tired of cleaning my blender.

Ive tried ON's serious mass and their pro complex gainer. serious mass mixes horribly, pro complex mixes very smoothly

fruits, veggies, noodles/rice, with small portions of meat. the more of this you eat the more weight you will gain, sir. and mix it up with a glass or two of milk as well.

i prefer to eat my food whole but thats just me.
