My routine. Anonymous

What does /fit/ think of my routine, and how should I go about improving it?

I'm on a high protien, low carb diet, by the by.

Wake up at 5 - 5:30 AM

6:00 AM
Breakfast. Usually scrambled/hard boiled eggs and some fruit (usually an orange).

7:30 AM
Exercise with 10 lb and 20 lb dumbbells in room. Several reps of benching and flys to work out my chest. I do various stretches and a few pilates techniques to loosen myself up. 50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups/crunches. Then I jog in place for a bit while holding the weights.

I usually spread all of this out over 45 minutes.

2:30 or 3:00 PM
Walk 3 more miles.

6:30 PM
Dinner. Usually a reduced portion of whatever my mother decides to cook, which is usually Chicken/Pork Chops/Steak with veggies, Pasta (I've convinced her to switch to multi-grain) and occasionally we eat out, in which I usually order a caesar salad/veggie burger/chicken portabello/something of that nature.

8:00 PM
25-50 push-ups and some squats with dumbells.

9:00 - 10:00 PM
Sleep.

I try to make sure that I consume around 1,300 calories and 60-70g carbs per day. I drink water all day long. Sometimes I'll have a cup of skim milk or put a packet of Propel fitness in my water (It's REALLY good.)

So, yeah, tell me what you think and give me advice!

*I do not have money to get a gym membership. That shit is expensive.*

1) you're overdoing it

2) save some fucking money for a gym membership, christ, get it as a birthday present

I'm 18, friend.

I don't have a job, ergo, I can't save money, and it seems kind've trivial to get one now, considering I'm going to Uni in August.

My birthday is in December.
Now, would anyone with any real advice or commentary like to share their words?

First off, you haven't told us your goals.
Secondly, you need to get heavier weights and do more than just chest flies and bench, what the fuck do you do for your other muscles??
thirdly, lurk the fuck moar, there are near identical threads to this just about every single day.
