Female here, this is my take, both from a fashionable point of view and a sexual point of view:
For men, you need to learn about balance. I don't want Chewbacca, but I don't want a 10 year old boy. Leg hair is fine, a little bit of thigh hair is ok, chest hair is fine, but belly hair and happy trails are gross in my opinion. Arms usually look fine, but it's very possible for you Greek/Middle Eastern types to have way too much of it. If you have a unibrow, for God's sake go to a salon and get it fixed. Know how to manage your facial hair to match your body type...some guys look good with full and even long beards, some look good with stubble, some look awful with any. Any hair on the back of your body (legs, ass, back) needs to go. Foot hair is gross, it's not hard to groom it. Finally, keep your pubes neat, I don't want to be flossing my teeth at the same time I'm eating a hot dog.
For women:
Simple. Everything must go. You can neglect shaving your arms and stuff unless it's very noticeable and dark. For the love of God, don't be one of those girls who has a bit of a mustache and acts like it doesn't exist...it isn't hard to do a little waxing or bleaching. Don't keep a jungle in your panties. Shave your pits.
