im 16y/o skinny and pretty weak
started off lifting ~12 pound weights, did it more and more, dont accelerate too fast just work on muscle tone and endurance first.
then i moved up each week or two getting decent tone im up to 25 pounds now doing it in sets of 10 on both hands.
not what you would call strong at all but now i actually have decent biceps when i flex
also eat some protein ( i eat nuts alot )
