If you'd like to kill your heart, the Atkin's diet or whichever diet is all protein is great.
Otherwise, simply decrease caloric intake. That's actually incredibly easy (even without starving yourself). Lots of times most of your calories are just eating stupid meals and drinking soda.
Stop drinking soda, start watching how many calories you're eating, and exercise every other day or so. You'll see an immediate difference from banning soda alone.
