Hey /fit/ What exercises can I do with dumbbells? I have a 25kg pair and I wanted to perhaps put a little muscle on my arm.I don't know what the exercise I called, but it's where you place your elbow on your knee and lift the pair in both hands. how many repetitions should I be doing, are there any other good uses for dumbless etc, Thanks D:

You can work almost any muscle group with just dumbbells and a bench. Though you really need an adjustable set to get a good workout for some exercises.
