Gym etiquette Anonymous
So this interracial couple, this broly 250 lb ripped black dude, and this ~150-170 lb fatass white chick took both curling bars, apparently to do skullcrushers. I wanted to use one for some preacher curls. I ask them if they're using them, since they were still fucking around with some dumbells, they say yes, they're using both. So I leave and go do some other lifts.

After 10 minutes I come back...at that point they finally started doing skullcrushers...the black dude does a set being spotted by the fat white chick...and then when he's done, he just fucking sits there for 5 minutes. The fat white bitch does a set with her bar (with 5 lb weights on each end), and the black guy is still just sitting there. Then they both sit there for a couple minutes. Then, the black dude puts more weight on his bar, and then fucking sits down and RESTS again without lifting. Then he does another set, spotted by his white cow.

After another 10 minutes I ask how many sets they have left, and the white blubberbutt bitch looks all pissed off and says 2. So, I go take a piss, come back, and watch her do 2 sets...and she fucking changes the 5 lb plates to 2.5 lb plates...at that point they've been using both bars for 25 minutes. So I go up to them, and I'm like "How many sets does he have left?" since that black fucker already did 4 or 5, and they get all pissed off, and she's like "YOU KNOW WHAT? HE'S DONE" and he's like "THIS IS A GYM" . Fucking white trash bitch and stupid fuck black motherfucker.

everyone else in this gym is courteous and easy-going. There's a group of middle-aged , tanned, bald guys who while not very muscular are all into lifting and shit...they're nice as hell about working in / waiting , etc. There's 2 groups of mexicans who are there every night and while they use a lot of the equipment, they're super polite and always offer me to work in rather than just tell me to buzz off.

it's this fucking fatass white bitch with her black motherfucker boyfriend who're the first ones to bitch about sharing shit. and this fat bitch shouldn't be lifting in the first place, she's like 5'5 and 170 lbs, and carries all that motherfucking weight in her torso and ass. I mean, that explains why the black dude is with her, but she needs to fucking hit the treadmill instead of doing skullcrushers with 10 lbs per arm. dumb bitch does curls in the squat rack, too, does like 1-2 reps with the 45 lb barbell (no weights) for like 8 sets.

that stuff is why i hated working out at my school's rec. i got a membership at a really small place by home and it's infinitely nicer. there's so few people that it's like home. the only bad thing is there's like two guys that grunt really damn loud while they're lifting. definitely not a big deal since i can just ignore it and i've only run into them twice.

I can do every lift at home short of machine shit.

It's much more relaxing, and you can take your time. Drink shit, watch tv between sets, etc...

I know 1000% what you mean. My gym just fills up with faggots who do nothing more than stand around the machines and socialize. And if they do any work it's either pull ups, SQUATZ, and curls, and THAT'S IT. It makes me wanna grab a barbell and go apeshit on their skinny asses.

That's why I started going at 6 am. No fags, no bitches ogling you, no pathetic dumb shit standing in front of you wherever you fucking go just so that he can show how fucking idiotic he looks when he does his curls all wrong.

also, preacher curls recruit the most muscle fibers for the biceps. there's a url out there that gives stats on how much of each muscle is recruited for a given lift.

anyways, it doesn't matter what the fuck i -could- have done, same argument applies to them. fuck, they could've used just one goddamn bar and just, i don't know, CHANGED THE WEIGHTS each time they switched!

FFS. A morbidly obese white woman was on the rower beside mine, she wasnt working hard at all on it, no sweat or even heavy breathing. If this wasnt bad enough her morbidly obese friend came and stood RIGHT IN MY FUCKING WAY. so I continued and nudged her a bit, and apologised so she'd realize she was in the way. WTF. THEY BOTH STOP EXERCISING COMPLETELY AND TALK ABOUT THIER MUTUAL FRIENDS. Not only were they not exercising, they were stopping me. I raged silently but decided to wait it out. 10 minutes later they both walked out.... because I told them that they were in a gym and if they werent going to do anything they might as well leave. goddamn.
