that is the video of "Ab Attack" a program at my college
it's offered twice a week but she made a video for students who still want to do it over the summer

this woman will kick your ass

as a bonus she did a video for her short butt workout called "Rump Roasters" in the class she calls it "Butt Buddies" but me and my friends call it "Ass Attack"

Those are my results after doing this routine for 6 months and I never worked out before. I dropped 40 lbs, with other exercise and proper diet of course.

The video is about some old lady talking for a bit, then she starts doing these exercises. Kinda crazy for an old lady to do this stuff. In the background are younger people doing the exercises as well.

The exercises themselves seem really easy. Looks moar like a cardio workout than one for abs.

i cut out all "junk food" completely such as fast food potato chips and soda
worked out my chest back and arms twice a week with incline decline and regular bench press as well as pull ups and chin ups
and cardio twice a week for an hour or two
