Perhaps an odd request, but I need to put on weight.

Currently, I am 59kg(130~lbs), 6' 0 and my arms are as skinny as a twelve year old girl's. How do I builded solid frame?

Eat lots of pasta, potatoes, and anything else that'll stick to your ribs. Occasional McDonald's won't hurt either. Try not to be too active.
