they contain all amino acids except hydroxyproline, which can be synthesized in your body from proline, no problems there. I'm assuming you're using a bad ass multivitamin that will take care of ALL your vitamins and minerals. I'm assuming you still drink water. Seeds contain a LOT of fat, you're covered there. You'll need to eat a lot of them to get your carbs though. Same with proteins really. You'll consume way too much fat, but you can survive for years and years until sickness takes you on this diet.
