/fit/ I am having my 1st molar tooth pulled out next week, does the needle puncture hurt a lot? I know when my tooth is numb i won't feel a thing when the doctor is pulling it out ,but the needle puncturing is what worries me,since I have a very low pain threshold so I want to know if it really hurts that much :( .Also do they always put a topical anesthesia sprayed on the gums or only in certain cases , I must know.

The Needle the use is like so small and your gums are so porous that it feels like a slight sting, but nothing more. They usaully rub this solution on your gum that makes it all tingly anyways, so you cant even feel when it goes in. The needle is the easiest part, the worse part is sitting still for an hour.
