Hey /fit/
how does it feel to know that venture capitalists are spending billions researching how to regulate a gene that keeps you slim even if you eat a high fat diet and that within ten years the pill will be so successful that everyone will be taking it and be /fit/ ?
>> Anonymous
you mean a high carb diet? i get 50-60% of my calories from fat and weighing in at a stark 165# at 6'2" i'm far from overweight

Cool story brah. Doesn't mean people won't die from their shitty diets, though. They'll just be thin this time.

So we'll have a world full of skinnyfat people instead of a world of fat people?

Taking a pill alone wont make your muscles grow
>> Anonymous
>>455245
yeah that is really even better for /fit/fags cause you will really be able to see the difference between fit and unfit

A bit further behind in development, but they also have gene testing for unnaturally large muscle growth and density, equating to a MASSIVE boost in strength and endurance. Genetically altered Kenyans will be able to run for months when this hits market o.O

These pills already exist but they cost $400 per 1mg and you need 5-8mg a day if I'm not mistaken. But anyway, imagine if these pills will make people who don't do shit look awesome how will they make people who DO workout look?

Actually I'm pretty sure Germany is.

Even if these pills will work they're going to be used only by people with all kinds of muscle diseases exclusively at first. Then they'll go into the bodybuilding circles and only then they'll be available to the average person who goes to the gym. That certainly will take more than 10 years. more like 30 or more.

you won't be able to lift or do anything physically exerting if you take these. it fucks up your joints and shit.

like i said, this shit always has side effects.

I have no problem with this. So the bar is raised for attractiveness. People who work out will still be above the bar. Now that medical science is on the verge of miracles, why isn't there a legitimate medical group working on a pill to mess with your hormones or something to make penis growth resume? Seriously.

Nope.
