If you wanna get good at something, do that something

i wanna be good at pullups DO SOME GODDAMN PULLUPS
If you're too fat to do one, do this: get a bar and jump to where your head is level with bar resist the falling
basically, do the second half of a pullup do this often every day
eventually you can do 1-2 pullups
now only do pullups, lots of them, every day
