skinnyfag here. I'm in a bit of a dilemma.. I'm going down to Cancun this winter and will be at the beach most of the time.. I'm leaving in exactly one month. My main concern right now is my arms.. skinny as fuck. What combination of exercises would be the most efficient to achieve the bigger arms by one month?
