Hey /fit/I'm 5ft7 and weigh 210lbsI'm go to the gym three times a week.I do :Crosstrainer 15minutesSpinning 20minutesRowingmachine 10 minutescombined with a bit of weightliftingIs this enough or should I up the ante ?I'm pretty new at sports in general, I'm breaking a highschool pact to never do sports again.
What are your goals?

What was your pact - never do sports again or never do exercise again?The gym isnt a sport, imo its a lifestyle.You will need to adjust diet aswell btw.
