I've been doing a lot of cardio and it has given me significant results. Within roughly a month I lost about 10 pounds with a vegetable-intensive diet, AbRipper X, basketball and cardio.However, in the last week I've exercised my right foot always gets sore after me doing HIIT or regular cardio. It doesn't last a long time, but it does worry me. It's also something bearable, but still ... any suggestions, or tips, or aid?I'm not fat: 5'8" at 138lbs.
