Drink whatever the hell you want. Just know that drinking too much of it will reduce whatever gains you may be making due to exercise. That soda, does, however seem to be much better for you than the mass produced dreck you can get at the 7-11. Cane sugar, instead of high fructose corn syrup and actual ginger root. I'd say it's verging on being good for you. Enjoy! So long as you don't suck it back like water. Which would be hard, ginger beer does not like being slammed back. Buuuuuurning!

Boo freakin hoo. That's not really that bad. I'm sure some people stir more than that into a cup of coffee. Sugar is not "the great satan" anyway. A sedentary lifestyle is.
