Is there any sort of mental exercise or something I can do to help me sleep? I'm going through a ton of stress lately so sleep doesn't come as fast as it used to.

i used to be stressed out about things and couldnt sleep for like 3 days straight. Then i started to exercise everyday. After like 2 days i could sleep easily again.

I exercise almost everyday and I still have trouble sleeping. Are there any safe pills to help you sleep?

Ask yourself, do you use the computer 30min-1hour before sleep?

If so, dont.

Proof, google it. Stimulation of the eyes etc. Go.

I use my laptop in bed, right until I shut my eyes, and it takes ten minutes maximum.

This may be true for me - I'm definitely seeing a lot more capillaries in my eyes as of late.
