Wondering if you could help me out, /fit/

I'm not overweight, and I'm not unhealthy. I'm actually quite fit, to be honest. Unfortunately, it doesn't really show. It seems I have a very thin layer of fat over everything, so I don't appear cut or lean. Any regimens to help me get a more defined look? Thanks.

layer of fat is healthy. It is your body type, just like mine. I am fit too. I like being big.

That or build enough muscle that the fat is proportionally negligable.


Just because you can perform well under SOME V02 situations, doesn't mean you're "fit", means you've got good endurance under some situations.

You wanna get more defined, pack on some mass so that a thin layer of fat becomes comparitively, nothing.
