hey /fit/i'm a pretty poor college student, and can only afford ramen for lunch. I try and spice it up with chili sauce to raise the metabolic rate of it. I also drink a quart of water. Can I do this and still stay /fit/?

You need to create a budget that incorporates proper nutrition.
i'm 5'7'' and 140 going for a lean muscular body. i'm actually going grocery shopping today, so create a mealplan for me that's nutritious, kind of cheap, and has somewhat of a variety.

i used to eat ramen pretty much every day for lunch - then i realised it's made with oil and flour and deep fried in the factory. so will it make you lean? no..also you didnt even fucking say please, it's not liek people enjoy doing mealplans for you. if you're poor and in college, maybe you should focus on getting through that and getting a proper job so you have enough money to do this /fit/ thing properly. otherwise you'll have done both half-arsed and not have much to show for it.
Can I live on, like, protein shakes and fruit juice if I can get all my micronutrients from supplements? Because I've always hated eating and viewed it as a chore, it would be nice if I could reduce the thought involved to the amount used filling up a car.
