OP, here some things that may be causing your pain
-shitty shoes: You need good running shoes to run on hard surfaces and those good shoes need to be replaced after they lose their compressivenes. -you're fat: more impact than you're ready for even with really good shoes. Start lighter, or do weights instead. -going too hard: you might have just been going too hard or too often.
Either way, the pain if from tendon strain and ligament strain, stay off it till it no longer hurts, then go rock out with out overdoing, and with good shoes.
