Ideal human human specifications Anonymous
I personally think that these are the specs of the ideal human.

Weight does not matter, nor does height or raw lifting power. A natural creature does not go around lifting weights.

I think that the ideal human can perform the following feats.

Running 6 minute miles for 6 consecutive miles, and then being capable of continuing for 4 more at a slower pace.

Capable of 1 situp per second for 2 minutes or more.

Having the ability to do multiple groups of 100 pushups.

Having the ability to do multiple groups of 100 or more pullups (without dropping off of the bar, you can go as slow as you want as long as they get done)

I personally beleive that is as fit as you can get while staying realistically fast and strong.

were did u even derive these from. the average person does 35 situps per minute. pretty sure 120 sit ups in 2 minutes means horrible form. and im pretty sure only like 2 people can do the pull up thing without being juiced up on anything.

pushups is unrealistic, but i guess the rest are ok
