Good day /fit/

I need some assistance. Brief info.

- 175 cm
- 60kg
- screw your imperial system
-need to gain weight and muscle asap.

So whats the best way to do this. I don't want to bulk up and look like arnie, I want the bruce lee look, trim, fit and ripped. What should I eat, What excercises ought I do, how regularly.

I've been doing this work out for about a week now

Eat 3 big meals a day, drink half a gallon of whole milk, and workout. Is it really that hard? And don't expect results quickly, you won't be looking like Arnold for a long time.

OP here, didn't think people would reply so quickly.

Yeah I realise that eating is a key necessity in gaining weight... Though it seems the more i eat the poorer I become and not much weight gained. Im talking proper food here not junk. Vegetables, pastas, lean meat, more vegetables and milk like there is no tomorrow.
Ah well, just stick with it i suppose, its the long term view after all.
