Okay halp /fit/

Im trying to train my abs but i have this little belly around my belly-hair region.

HOW DO I REMOVE THIS PIECE OF SHIT?

Im doing crunches and stuff and like the upper part of my abs are a little bit visible but then i have this chunk of fat on the bottom and it looks like shit.

How do i train my pecks, abs and REMOVE THIS BELLY the fastest way at home? Without gym.

Just hit the gym, dude. If not the gym then enjoy your tummy-fold, because pushups and situps alone won't build you up enough. Unless there are exotic sit/pushup breeds with higher intensity of which I'm not aware.

Buy weight plates and hold them behind your head while doing crunches. Legs in air of course.

You're a bad liar. Unless you had a butcher doing your sutures after a stomach staple, you're sucking it in.

Run. If your stomach muscles are even somewhat built, you just need to lose a bit more fat so it'll show more.
