Rate the last meal I had (cooked by myself) on a healthy scale.- Chicken Breast- Fried Rice- Salad
I'd give it a 7/10. Would have been a 9 or 10 if the rice wasn't fried.

how much of each? if it was 1 oz of chicken (baked), big bowl of salad (no dressing) and small bowl of rice then it's a 7/10.
