hi /fit/I am trying to gain a lot of muscle mass by mid-May, so far I have been making a fair amount of progress, but I have not done my cardio for 2 weeks now, and I think that may be hastening my gains.If I am gaining, how much cardio should I be doing? And, at what intensity?
Honestly, everyone is different. Find whatever works best for your diet, your genetics, your goals, and your program. The only real rule is that you should do enough to keep your heart healthy.
