I want to get into olympic lifting. I have been weight training with the standard methods for about a year, and am ready for something new. Im 6' tall, very little body fat ~160-165lbs depending on the day, one rep bench around 200. Ive trained my whole body, plenty of leg exercises, back, shoulders, SQUATZ, deadlifts, etc, so im not just a bench-and-bicep curl guy.

Do you think im in good enough shape to start this? I dont want to hurt myself. Any places with some good info as to starting? Proper form, routines, etc? Thanks

I don't see any other way than to join a club.
Trainer will give you good advice and watch your technique.
Tips on equipment, etc.
You can start at any level of fitness, since you are already trained, just go for it.

exrx.net has some good progression workouts. Like what you should work up to before doing a clean and jerk.

And crossfit.com has some decent training videos.

After that, just get in the gym and start with low weight (just the bar even). Good form takes practice. Just remember what they did in the video demonstations and try to mimic it as much as possible while listening to what they say about proper form.

While I agree with this to an extent, it's always better to have a trained eye there in order to see minute differences that can be changed, which in O-lifting, can make the world of difference and add a couple pounds to your lift instantly.

It's hard to tell if you're looping, under extending, etc. just by doing the movement.

Go to the library and get books solely devoted to the two lifts. When you read an analysis of the movements in combination of emulating videos, it provides a much more in-depth perspective of why you are doing what you are doing.
