BUT, my diet is kinda bad. At the moment, on a weekday I wake up, grab some toast or a crumpet (as little butter as possible, none on the toast) for breakfast if I have time, have a small bacon roll at break, a ham + cheese or ham + egg sandwich OR pasta and cheese at lunch, then when I come home after school and riding I'm starved so raid the fridge and cupboards, usually have some cereal or cold meat with bread and a decent meal at dinner. Apart from that, I don't tend to snack. Except when my mum buys junk, I get really tempted and try to justify it by running a couple of miles.
So, firstly; What is a healthy weight, or rather what would be an UNHEALTHY weight? I'm quite muscular. Secondly, How can I motivate myself to run outside of school in winter? I had no problem summer/autumn, but it's too damn cold and wet! Thirdly, How would you change my diet? I can't change it too much 'cause mum won't cook more than one meal for the family and I'm not a great cook. And lastly, what are the best exercises to tone/thin upper arms, thighs and calves? I have some small weights and 2 gyms near me, but not a lot of cash for the gym.
Help muuuuch appreciated ?
