I am a vegetarian looking to lose some weight. I've tried to better my diet some, such as eating moar fruit/veggies, less carby foods (like rice, breads, and pasta) and drinking more water. I've lost about 5-6 lbs but that's it (been doing this for 3-4 months now.). Basically, any tips on super healthy and easy to prepare veg-friendly food? (I've heard all about lentils and shit, but every time I try to cook them they turn out disgusting.. Like not done all the way or overdone.)
