I need to slow down on eating. But every time I eat something no matter how big or how small, or how offften I eat small meals a day I am still SOOOO hungry. I eat almonds, green veggies and chicken most of the time. And I try not to eat meals bigger then my fist 4-5 times a day. But it gets expensive. And I AM HUNGRY! I am going in for blood work in a week to make sure I dont have parasites or something. Does anyone else have this problem?
