Being a typical college student..I eat a lot of Ramen Noodles. I also drink tons of water.

I know Ramen is chock full of Sodium (a good 900mg a pack) and was wondering if its possible to flush out the high amounts of sodium just by drinking tons of water.

Does it not work this way, or does this sodium go straight to fat reversing any workout I've done?
