Help me /fit/,

I'm 1'76m tall (5'7 for nonmetricfags) and I weigh 64 kg (141p for nonmetricfags).
I am unhappy about my weight.
I do a lot of exercise (Karate, Aikido and swimming) and I'm fit, however, I still find myself too slim.

What can I do to gain weight?

Oatmeal/porridge and eggs in the morning.
Pasta, chicken breast for meals

Sandwiches, nuts, fruits for snaks

Aim for three big meals and two snacks per day total to atleast 2200 calories.

eat 2 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with a tall glass of cold milk 2 hours before bed in addition to other meals. may want to space the meals out better, but yea, get 4 meals.

I eat like a pig.
To some degree, my father has high colesterol and triglicerides; my mother wants to lose weight and my sister doesn't want to gain it. So our foods are a problem, since all of us want a different result. Anyways, I usually repeat meals and have always eaten a lot.

The greatest advice i ever got for bulking came from a competitive lifter buddy of mine. gained me 20 lbs. in 3 months... double your meals! by this i mean go buy slim fast or some other basic meal replacement and follow your meals with these... twice the calories, more protein, more carbs, and more good fats=more weight
