Hey /fit/, somehow, doing squats incorrectly at the gym (front squat machine), I wrenched something in my left trap, similar to the man in the picture. What's the best remedy? Icy Hot? Ice? Heating pad? I have it all at my disposal.

tl;dr muscle pain relief so I can get back to squatz ASAP

Well why didn't you ask your trainer for help with your trap.

Seriously, squat with free weights... I bet it's even better for your shoulders because the weight comes partially on your spine and not your shoulder joints.
