Sup, /fit/, I don't come here much but I have some questions.

I'm 20 and I've had a really, really fast metabolism since I was little. I don't mind it, but is there anything I need to know for the future regarding it?

I also get dehydrated really easy, as in I need constant drinks pretty much all day (also goes hand-in-hand with my throat being dry too).

I've also been trying to cutdown on unhealthy food (pizza, candy, etc.), but I find it hard to eat healthier when there isn't much to eat at all. Is it better to eat something unhealthy or not eat for awhile?
