mutli-vitamin + mineral
Calcium and Vitamin D3
Milk Thistle
Korean Ginseng
Ginko Biloba
Omega 3+6+9
Vitamin C (yeah i know the multi vitamin does it anyway)
Sea Kelp
Odourless Garlic
Fibre supplements

OP here, i do eat natural stuff like Bananas etc but I'm a student aswell so my diet isn't the best in the world. I've lost alot of weight and built alot of muscle in the past months or so.

mhm i red somewhere that the body cannot process most of the supplement which the industry try to sell and some of them are even dangerous when you take them too much, i dont take supplements at all and im fine, there many cheap natural alternatives (im a student too)

Just my 2cents for anyone taking multivitamins. If youre a dude, make sure it says "for men" or atleast says somewhere on it "no iron". I used to casually take some generic multi thinking it was good for me, and ended up making myself sick cause of all the iron.
