Hi /fit/, new hereI started working out about 2 months ago. I only just began doing squats a couple of weeks ago, but I don't see why they are so good? Machines are way better, I prefer to just use the leg press. I also heard squats can cause long term damage.tl;dr leg press > squatswhat do you guys think?
