Deca being a 19-nor will shut you down hard. "Deca-dick", yo.
Thus most people do 300 test, 200 deca/tren.
If you want to go light, try 30mg test. IANAAASU, YMMV.
And frankly, if you don't know how you react to different resistance training protocols, you shouldn't be doing AAS. If you don't know how you react to food, you shouldn't be doing AAS. If you cant bench at *least* 1.5x BW, squat 2x BW, and dead 3x BW, you shouldn't be doing AAS.
If you do AAS, you better fucking know what receptors they are mediated by.
