Protip: Lose your poundage slowly. So very important.
Do light exercise with light calorie reduction. Lose skin is a bitch.
Increase as time goes on.
I lost 90 pounds in about a year without any loose skin to speak of. Feels good man.
Currently at 17% or lower body fat (been weeks since I did measurements), working on cutting about 4 or 5 pounds of fat.
Was 240+ (I was always too depressed to remember the full number), now I am 149 as of my last scale check in.
Currently working on cutting, then bulking after it, then back to cutting.
Feels good man.
