sup /fit/i tried the ghr for the first time todaysince my gym doesn't have the proper equipment, i did it on the lat pulldown machineof course i couldn't do even 1 full rep (pathetic i know), but using my hands to help myself, i did 3 sets of 5 repsnow my calfs are sorei know that the gastrocnemius muscle attaches above the knee and can assist in knee flexion, but isn't the ghr supposed to target mostly the hamstrings?i don't feel anything the hamstrings
