So /fit/ I have been slightly bulimic for about half a year now.. It has not taken completely over - yet..Anyone who have methods for not eating all the time.. its not that im really hungry.. Im just eating everytime I get upset, bored or having any feelings who is bothering me.btw im not starving mysel, not fat, not depressed or anything.. a little bit obsessed with food though
Just be really conscious about your intake. Emotional eating gets me a lot too.Try to get something that'll keep you busy. I noticed that after I took up sewing I stopped eating constantly like I used to.Don't let yourself get bored!
