You are only allowed to drink water. If you get hungry eat vegetables, seriously eat as many fucking vegetables as it takes to fill you up, you won't put on weight. Only don't put anything on them. No cheese or salt on them, and steam them. Don't use oils on them. If you use oil for anything, use vegetable oil. Don't eat alot of carbs, lipids, or proteins. Also the atkins diet is fucking stupid because using proteins for energy you make ammonia and acetone, and lipids for energy make acetone. Use carbs for energy, but cut down on them. Vegetables will give you energy i think. So yea, no meat, fatty shit, or bread. Fruits are also healthy, but they have alot of sugars. Still eat the stuff jus cut down.
