waking at 2:30am is ok, just muscle it out until 7pm or something and then sleep, pushing your sleeping pattern forward a bit.
If you're waking up at 2pm, then i'd try to stay up for 24 hrs, sleep at 2pm wake up around 10pm and muscle it out till the following afternoon.
Morning exercise is absolutely amazing. It makes you feel good throughout the day, and also at night you'll be exhausted so you would sleep easier.
I managed to change from waking at 5pm to waking up at 6-7am now and sleeping used to be extremely hard for me.
