Hey /fit/,
So I'm going to Germany on an exchange program through school for two weeks (in b4 underage b&, I'm no newfag) ANYWAYS,
My girlfriend's going too, but she's staying for 3 months.
In that 2 and a half months, I wanna get fucking ripped. I'm pretty strong, I do a lot of lifting, ETC ETC but I've got a bit of a gut and I could use some tone. Can anyone on here suggest some supplements or routines that would get me moderately chiseled in that time frame?

I'm an Australian and I'm telling you it's probably a bloody good idea you go to a PROFESSIONAL.

If you have enough money to go over seas though, why don't you just get some lipo around the stomach/gut area, it would make life easier to get 'ripped'
