Dear /fit/,

My mom, my grandma, and I went apple picking last weekend and picked like thirty pounds of gala apples. Throughout the course of the day, I've found myself eating anywhere from 3-6 of them. They're small, about 2-3 inch diameter, and fucking delicious as hell. They've also been displacing all my other snack foods at my 9-5 office job. Question: How many does it take to go from being healthy to being unhealthy?

I would sneak a peak online to find out what the relative amount of calories in each apple would be. I've also read sometime ago in an article (Men's Health) about "wet" carbs vs. "dry" carbs. For example, apples vs. grains.

See if you can find something about it because I'm currently finishing up my workout (abs portion) at home.
