So /fit/, I want to get down to a good size. I'm a 17 year old female Junior in high school (In b4 Underage b&, gb2/kitchen/, tits or gtfo, etc) and currently in a size 14. I want to get down to around a size 9, but have difficulty with it because of the AP classes I take, which eat up a lot of my time.

What should I do, /fit/? I'm starting smaller things now to keep myself going. I already drink water religiously and work out, but I'm not sure where else I want to start.

Also, any advice for summer? I'll be free during most of the summer, but it's around 113 at 30% humidity during summer, which eliminates any outside activities except for swimming.

Money is restricted, etc. Help?

I obviously meant the right. If I were going for becoming a female-to-male, I think I'd probably go somewhere else.

Meh. I'm in AP classes too... I go to the weight room before school, which helps.

I think your best bet is to level out your meals and try to make your intake of calories less then your burn.

I also run a mile or two before school starts, around the gym.

Oh, and do your homework in school so you have less to do at home.

So you have more time.
So you can exercise.

1. Diet. Start counting the calories you eat. It take 3500calories lost to lose a pound, so cut 500calories a day and you can lose a pound in a week. But be sure to snack enough so your metabolism stays in shape. You can google for more information about this.
2. Exercise. Do lots of cardio, which is basically anything that makes you sweat and gets your heart rate up. Dancing, skating, swimming, running, biking, and aerobics qualify
3. Strength train. Just because you want to lose fat doesn't mean you should neglect your muscles. And if you get skinny, with little fat and no muscle, then you'll still jiggle. It also helps tighten your skin

Don't worry about your mistake. You girls aren't supposed to be good at doing difficult stuff like thinking. No wonder why the AP classes are hard on you!

Anyway, there are tons of 110 lbs girls out there who haven't exercised in their lives. If you're busy, find less time to eat.

You know what to do. Do what every single other 17 year old in that position does: throw up everything you eat and take lots of pills.

Remember, unless you're size 4 or less, you're fat.

113 degrees? Lay outside with a sweater or two on and keep hydrated. Stay out of the sun though.
