/fit/, need your help.

Ever since I started lifting dumbells and bars in a bicep workout, my left, upper deltoid pains. I've rested, seen a doctor, examined how I'm lifting my dumbells with my left arm as apposed to my right, and tried to sort the problem out. But no matter how I lift the dumbells, the deltoid burning pain continues to come to my left arm.

It feels so good with my right, the burn in the bicep is better than fapping. But it's literally a chore with the left. Everytime I the weights up it feels like my deltoid is doing the work. Any tips or advice on getting rid of this problem?

give us a pic of how you do your bicep curls. its most likely your form thats causing the pain. otherwise your problem stems from injuring your shoulder in some way, most likely somthing to do with your rotator cuff.

just re-evaluate your form and make sure you arent jerking up the weight to complete your sets

Do you carry on with it, or is it very uncomfortable?

I've been laying off that muscle now for almost a week, since i'm mostly trying to lose fat at the moment anyway it doesn't bother me that much, but i'm gonna start doing some heavy resistance training roughly a 6 weeks from now. During the last week it's showed absolutely no sign of improvement, though. Wouldn't suggest going through with it, could get worse.

give it a weeks rest of so youll feel better, you cant heal when you workout everyday or so
