I went for a run today 2.5 hours after eating a light breakfast yet I still could feel the food in my stomach while running and eventually threw up. What the fuck is wrong with me? How much time do you need to wait after eating to run? Am I a slow digester or something

A 2.5 hour run will not help you loose fat, your main fuel will be your food not the fat on your body. You need to shock your body by doing sprints, so it panics and uses your fat stores as energy

after 2 hours the food must already leave the stomach and enter duodenum (first part of small intestine)

Did you have an stomach ulcer? this might have caused stenosis of the piloric part of your stomach (thus it's harder for the food to leave...)

Seriously, there's too many idiots on this forum. Who said anything about OP wanting to loose weight or reduce fat?

OP: warming up is key here, in my opinion you should do about 15 minutes of light exercise (after stretching) before gradually increasing the work load. Only after at least 20 minutes of exercise should you be fully exerting yourself.
