minor workout routine? Anonymous
Alright /fit/ this is the first time i've been here. I'm tired of being a little skinny guy, I have the body of a tall hairy 12 year old girl... so i was wondering if you guys could help me plan a workout routine to gain a little muscle. I have two 20 pound and two 35 pound dumbbells at my disposal. i just need to know how many and what kind of push ups, situps and the correct way to use dumbbells. Thanks

Do curls, dead lifts, squats with the dumbbells and some more and mostly do all the generic (i.e crunches push ups and stuff). You must have a normal diet which includes tons of protein(chicken, dairy products) else you'll end up having very very low results.

Actually on second thought, diet is not a correct word.
EAT LOTS OF LOTS OF MEAT MOTHER FUCKER.
Also, don't plan to not workout alot.

well ill workout every day, except saturdays, that should be fine right?

Divide your workout days to some body parts. Do a couple of sets for each. Set your own reps in what fits you best.
