Sup /fit/
4 days ago I managed to fracture my wrist [Scaphoid]
I've kept strain and anything from it until now, but it still hurts to put to much on it and to move it from side to side.
What i'm wondering though is what kinda exercise can I do? I don't want to lose arm muscle or anything so what can I do about that?

Cheers in advance /fit/.

let the fucker heal and then start exercising it again. You're not doing yourself any good by putting weight on a broken bone.

I know that, but isn't there anything I can do?
also, what can I do about standard weightloss and stuff?
Running and sit-ups hurt my hand a bit, due to shock etc.
I'm not fat, but I just don't wanna let myself slip

put some heavy stuff in your back pack. then do squats/one legged squats/ lunges/ bulgarian splits etc.

for adbominal just do weighted (with the same backpack) front and side bridges/planks. for pecs not sure, i guess you can do pec fly with the cable crossovers using straps on your forearm elbow.
