hey /fit/ today ive already done 3 sets of 50 chrunches and 2 sets of 40 push up, but that was liek a few hours ago and i have more energy and feel liek i could do more. should i or would it actually be doing more bad than good?pic not related but i feel liek a banana now from looking at it.
