I work out 6 days a week, one muscle each day. Except abs which i work out alongside the muscle on monday, wed, and fri.

MOST Of my execises are done in sets of 4.
Not all, but most. The repetitions per set go, 12, 10, 8, 6. After each set the weight goes up. But these reps are just targets, your body doesnt know your doing 12. You should be FFFFing at the end of each set.

On we go.
Mondays, Biceps and Abs.
Warmup dips:
Isolated Preacher Curls.
Standard Curls.
Hammer Curls.
Then do some lever work with my body flat on the floor.

Tuesday, Triceps.
Warmup: Dips
Close grip bench press.
Skull Crushers.
Dumbbell overhead tricep extention.
To finish some light tricep pulldowns.

Wednesday legs and abs:
Squats
Seated leg ...cant remember the name. For Quads.
Seated leg raise
Seated calf raises

Thursday shoulders:
Dumbbell shoulder press
Lateral shoulder raise
Posterior deltoid raise (the one where your body is 45 degress and you and pulling it to your sides)

Friday chest and abs:
Flat bench press
Incline bench press
decline bench press
flat flies
incline flies

Sat back:
Deadlifts
Front lat pull down
Sitting lat extention
Shrugs

This is off the top of my head, so exercise names are off the top of my noggin'
Oh i didn't list abs, i do a shit load of ab work i cba.
