according to the above website there is only 1 class a week (1.5 hours), would that be enough?

Well, to be fair, Bruce lee started it because he noticed most fighting styles effective at fighting themselves.

Once a week seems inadequate, at least to me. I'm taking 2 classes of Myau Thai a week, 1.5 hours each and it feels like the bare minimum (planning to go 3-5 times a week when the basic course is over)
