Well fuck. I fucked up /fit/.

Today at the pizzaria I work at I ate a slice of veggie stuffed pizza and five chicken wings.

What the fuck /fit/. I haven't craved anything like this at all recently. I haven't been eating nearly that bad at all. I've lost alot of weight but I have quite a bit more to go.

I was feeling so bad about eating it afterwards too. I even tried to puke it up but I ended up just pissing myself off for being a retard.

I got out of work early to go to the gym that's literally twenty feet away that I have a membership to. I was going to run it off. Fuckers were closed. Apparently 24 hours doens't include fridays and saturdays.

So, /fit/ will it be alright if I just go to the gym tomorrow, I wasn't planning on it but I can if needed. Or should I just blow it off and continue with my routine?

pic unrelated and ultimately not tempting

C'mon /fit/. I feel terrible.

Just keep on truckin'. If you fuck up, suck it up and resolve to try to do better next time. In the long run, it means little.

Dude, who cares. It's one fucking day, it doesn't change your normal diet. Be less neurotic, and don't eat veggie stuffed pizza..

well, if there's one thing i've learned, it's not to feel like shit about eating something like that once in a while. it'll stress you out and stress can lead to keeping and gaining weight. you're not fucked, and unless you started eating like that constantly it probably won't affect you. going to the gym probably won't hurt, though.

the best thing you can do is put it past you. I mean, if you want to use it as motivation to go a little harder, that's fine. But don't get down on yourself. That's not going to help at all

Thanks /fit/ this has helped alot with the stress surrounding veggie stuffed pizza. Can I tell you guys that biting into that melted fresh mozzerella cheese was fucking amazing though? Someone could offer me a whole pizza like this and I'd turn it down, but my god it tasted good.

I guess I just kinda got caught in the moment. People at work were all giving me shit, that probably didn't help with the whole situation. I'm just gonna go to the gym a bit more from now on, maybe keep my morale up.

Thanks /fit/.

Enjoy your boosted metabolism from the cheat grub.

I'd continue with your routine. You wont die. (:

I feel the same way though. I had ice cream today and I feel like shit for doing it. It wasn't even much, probably less than 1/4 cup. But I'm crazy and try to be a perfectionist. But perfectionists ultimately fail because they try to be too perfect ):

wot?

why the fuck would you try to puke up a slice of pizza and chicken wings? that does horrible shit to your throat and teeth. bulimia doesn't help you lose weight. it just fucks up your metabolism which later makes it harder for you to keep your weight down. srsly gb2 eating disorder clinic, etc.

It seems the real problem the OP needs to address is the stress or neuroticism that's making him flip out over nothing.

I cheated last night to=/ I have a glass a milk and was almost ready for bed but wanted to go to the store to get some more food for this week since i have to work the weekend. Anyways i bought some whole wheat tortillas and zesty refried beans. well shit sounded so good i made myself a bean and cheese burrito and ate it right before bed. shit tasted good

OP, whats your damn point? Being afraid of food is just stupid. In a week, you'll see that that pizza caused nothing. Just stay away from the scale over the next few days, the sodium of the pizza will make you think you gained weight.

how my diet works for me:

i do a BIG grocery shopping and cook and portion all my meals in advance. i freeze them in tupperware and take them out as needed. this helps me from deviating. i have only what i need for my diet in the house and when it's cheat day i will go out special to get cheese or bread or whatever i feel like making, either that or i'll go out to a restaurant.

if there's treats around, i just tell myself they'r enot on the menu. they're for cheat day. i saw some fruity pastries at work the other day up for grabs. didn't touch em. my coworker who knows i'm doing great on my diet put salt and vinegar (my FAVORITE) chips in my face today. didn't eat a one. last week there was a TUB BUCKET of buffalo chicken in the break room with feta cheese pasta. i smelled it and had my chicken with broccoli and rice.

What do you normally eat is more important than this one time deal.

Or, go to /ck/ and look up some of their threads. Chocolate covered bacon. Wendy's hamburgers. Mountain Dew. Now that shit is the true natural diet of the Fatass in /fat/ (aka /ck/)

You know what, no joke, you may find that not only does this not throw you off track too far, but don't be surprised if at the end of this week you weigh in with slightly better progress than you usually do!!

Our metabolisms adapt to shit very easily... so once every three or four weeks, I'll go out and eat like shit for one meal of the day (I make it my carb loading day, I cycle three days low carbs with one day high) and clock in at a massive caloric surplus for that night. I feel like shit after doing it, but I've noticed that it motivates me up the shithouse to kill myself with the cardio that week and watch what I eat, and not only does that mean better results, but it also means less boredom because it allows me to break up my routine.

tl;dr it's ok dude, we all do it sometimes. Back to your schedule and you'll be sweet. Just don't overdo it.

Yeah, a one day cheat meal isn't going to kill you over all. Just keep yourself on track normally, and you'll be fine. It's when that in the norm that you are screwed.
