ok guys. Hypertrophyfag here. I'm really short, i'm 5'5 and i'm 18. I am pretty strong for my size, i weigh 140 and can max bench about 170, but i'm not seeing and gains in size, which is what im most concerned about. I want to look BIG. What are some good size increasing routines (mainly concerned with upper body)?

Also, my legs are extremely weak. I was thinking id do more stength increases on the legs, and size on the upperbody.
