so I'm a vegetarian (by choice...not 'ethical reasons'). And I'm trying to develop a good nutritional meal plan. Everywhere I look it suggests a lunch/dinner of turkey or chicken (for protein, etc)....what can I substitute those for and still have a decent tasting, healthy meal?
