Hey /fit/. I'm sick of this. Last summer, I had myself in great shape. Flat stomach, defined (Not over-pumped) muscles in my back, arms, and legs, and I could run and fuck without breathing hard or breaking a sweat. Since then, a whole fuckton of negative stuff has been happening, and I've been slipping slowly into depression and gaining weight. I Weighed myself the other day. I'm 5'11" and 240lbs.Help me /fit/. Other than intensive cardio, is there anything I can do to motivate myself again?Pic always related.
