You could buy this...and it might help a little bit but with that kind of attitude I guarantee that you will stay a fat fuck. They market this shit to lazy fucks like you thinking you'll lose weight while you do some wussy steps in front of the TV. Going outside and simply walking is not only cheaper, but a better workout since you're not just doing the exact same motion over and over again.

im actually in cross country/track in high school right now...been in it for 2 years and im going to be a senior next year
my 3 mile time is 20:40 and my best 1 mile time is 545
but you're right. im still fat. lol thats y i was asking if this crap does anything to help out

whoops i meant to say daily 3-5 daily not 3-6 a week. but fuck. all im doing is getting faster. im still got a fatass lol i actually joined cross country and track to lose weight....not just end up running faster
