I'm 6"0 150 pounds and now getting started with working out. What's a good beginners push up and crunches routine to get my body accustomed to the heavy stuff I'll be doing in the future?

go for super endurance like busting out 60 pushups before you stop with good form also do some cardio get a healthy heart so when you start doing mega heavy shit your heart can pump more blood effciently
