So /fit/ I'm pretty much addicted to refined sugar and carbs (bread mostly). I've managed to stop mostly cold turkey - but It sucks. I've started using splenda in my coffee but I want to eventually cut it out of my diet. How bad is splenda in comparison to other sugar substitutes?Pic unrelated.

Just stick with the cold turkey method. Once you get it out of your system for a while, everything will taste sweet to you.Same with salt, if you've ever tried that.You're just re-training your taste buds.
