Hey /fit/, I need to gain some serious bulk. I understanding lifting until you can't anymore is the best way to build strength, but I won't have the opportunity to lift daily until the summer starts, so are there any ways to prepare myself for some serious muscle gain until then? My appetite is kind of small, so if I need to get a bigger appetite, I could try and work on that too.
Pic hopefully related.

Rippetoe's workout. Google it. It's the best, but you must follow as the workout goes.

two biggest lifts and will show results are squats and deadlifts.

so just choose the black parts u want and read of the % 1RPM and number of reps. so if you want streght. do 1-3 reps of 90-100% of your max.

if you don't know your one rep max, you can use sub maximal loads to estimate it.

http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html

enter the weight and number of weights you can do till failure. (10 max) I assume the higher the no of reps u use the better the estimation

ps sacroplasmic is the one that gives you size but not much strenth. the other hyptrophy is that one that gives you strength with a little bit of gain in muscle.
