What does /fit/ think of my new diet, I want to loose a lot of weight, hopefully over 100 lbs so I wanted something low calorie that I could work off and still eat decent food. Anything I should add or w/e or am I going in the wrong direction?

Breakfast 2 fried eggs= 185Cup of milk=150 335
Lunch Tuna sandwhich=260Cup of sweet tea=90 260
Dinner Chicken breast=180Cup of sweet tea=90 270

You're going to starve. :( You need to find out how much your body burns in a day, and take about 500 calories away from it. I know there's websites that'll figure it out for you so just search for one. Don't go below 1000 calories, it puts your body in starvation mode.

You're so fucking wrong right now it's not funny. Eat 800 calories a day you'll lose all the muscle you have ad then gain back more fat when you stop. Normally I'd give advice, but you have such an absence of knowledge, read the book and you'll be fine.
