Dear /o/,

So Im trying to get into the army. Lost 90 lbs to get in but now I have the problem of having a shitton of excess skin and not being able to join since that makes me overweight. Navy recruiters said to give up cardio and just do situps each day. Army recruiters said the exact opposite. So now im confused and hoping someone here can give me an answer.


TL;DR: Best way to rid yourself of excess skin??

Bulking up is the only thing you can really do to fill yourself out. What is your current weight and how much can you currently lift (bench, squat, etc).
