Hey /fit/ skinny-fat guy here, plan on doing lots of cardio to lose all the fat and then start working on weigh training to actually get some fucking muscle. Is this the right course of action? And how long and often should I work on cardio, planned on using my neighbors exercise bike for 30min a day every day, dont really want to run in the fucking cold.

Just start lifting. You don't need to drop any fat. You're going to gain some fat anyway if you eat enough to actually put on muscle.

If you want to gain muscle forget about just doing cardio to lose the fat then gaining the muscle. If you want to get ripped muscle, get on a plan that does high reps and cardio after. If you want to gain mass, do workouts that have more weight but less reps. N if you want to gain muscle, eat, eat, eat. Not fatty shit though. Cut all the soda and sweet shit out of your diet. Eat lots of good protein, from shakes, grilled chicken, n lots of vegetables.

It isn't the right way to go. The body builds up muscle much more easily if you have bodyfat. So don't let your bodyfat drop below 10% in any case.

start proteining it up and start lifting heavy. eat chicken and tuna like its your fucking job. buy protein powder. 3-4 shakes a day. lift like 5 days a week.

yea you aren't fat or even skinny-fat you are just muscle deficient.....
