Howdy /fit/! I've been getting rather out of shape so I have decided to go on a high protein diet. While researching I came across a certain grain called quinoa. Now I know of where I can obtain it, but I would like know what are some recommended dishes I could make with it.Any help is much appreciated thanks!

Dried fruit and raisins, curry (green), cooked spinach chopped, oil.
as is just cooked plain if you're serious. If not did some delicious oil on top. There's only a million kinds of healthy ones. salt. pepper. Onions. Whatever
