as far as diet goes, eat tons of vegetables, a lot of lean proteins (fish, chicken breast, eggs, whey), some complex carbs(oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread) and drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
keep running until you can go for 30 minutes straight, than look into HIIT. Strength train 3 times a week.
also for your weight, you should eat no less than ~2100 calories a day. in fact i'd recommend around 2400 a day, until you lose moar weight.
