On the note of losing fat Anonymous

I started working out at the local gym last week. I'm aiming to go AT LEAST 3x/week. So far, I've been using the treadmills w/ an incline of ~5.0 and a speed of 3.5/mph for at least 30mins. I have cut down on sweets, soda, serving size for my lunch/dinner. I have also tried to eat more fruits/veggies, as well as healthier snacks.

When should I expect to see results?

Do cardio EVERYDAY. You should a significant amount of weight in 2 weeks.

Another week maybe. When I first started working out, there wasn't any noticeable change for like two weeks. Usually when you first start losing weight it seems to be a lot more noticeable, then when you keep going you'll probably be losing weight at a slower pace.

So don't expect to see MAJOR results for maybe...a month?

I can just -STOP EATING- to lose 20,25lbs in the first month, tought this was normal for anyone (talking about fatties like us), then, you could exercise a lot more with some less weight, to keep the weight loss going on.

Don't lose more than 2-3 pounds a week. Hell, I'd shoot for 1lb a week while working out. If you lose a ton of weight really fast you'll fuck your shit up. My friend was 300+ in highschool and dropped a ton of weight super fast by basically starving himself and doing cardio all day. He ended up in the hospital from kidney stones because of the sudden weightloss and *still* has excess skin from how fast he lost the weight.
