hey /fit/im not fat, but i think i am out of shape so to say. i want to look more tone than i do now.i still drink on wkends, but not as much as i did before. i have stop eating junk food - kfc, chocalate etc.. i do some weights, but its mainly my abs i want to work on. i have been doing this workout called 'hip hop abs'.should i keep doing this workout, or is there another better alternative for me?
