I'm 5"11. Not sure of body fat. Workout is pretty decent, my friend on it has significant gains. Monday - Chest/triceps Tuesday - Legs Thursday - Back/biceps Friday - Shoulders/Abs
My diet... hmmm. Well, breakfast is normally brown bread and ham. Lunch consists of either more bread or a protein bar. In from college, I have like, porridge or eggs and toast Then about an hour before i go to the gym I have either chicken or fish, with potatoes and the like. After gym i have another protein bar.
