I was about 6' 250 2 years ago,I dieted and lost 50-60 lbs.

Then I wanted to be fit so I started working out 5 days a week, about 1 to 2 hours a day (weight training and cardio) and eating very clean.

Now though, I have to get a job, so besides not having time, I just hate doing it. How many calories should I consume and how clean should I eat to stay thin, (im around 180 6'1 now, large frame)

I could lift 3 days a week possibly for at most an hour, any advice would be appreciated.

Uh 3 days a week is fine. Monday do chest/triceps/abs, Wednesday do legs, Friday do biceps/shoulders
