hey /fit/is pilates a good idea for a /fa/g like me who wants to stay thin/skinny/lean without building any bulky muscle? y/nand if no, any suggestions?

Have you considered jogging?
Watch your diet and do tons of exercise. No matter how much you lift you can't gain too much muscle if you don't eat enough.
Lift weights. It's good exercise.
