I was doing reverse barbell curls today (Curls that work your forearms.) And each time I did one it put a bit of tension on the tendon in my forearm that is shown in the picture. It's where the red arrow points. It's been a few hours since then and it's starting to get sore, is this a good thing? I assume it's because my forearm isn't used to using that much force and that my tendons will get used to it. I'm not injuring myself am I?
