soda is a the worst fucking thing you could drink. cut that shit out COMPLETELY, don't drink a single fucking drop. don't drink diet either, drink water. if you're eating candy and chocolate and crap on a regular basis then you're negating all of the hard work you've put in.
i'd cool it with the juice too, our bodies aren't adjusted to liquid calories - drink mostly water. Try to drink 1-3 liters a day. You need water to lose fat and build muscle, it also shortens the period of soreness after exercising and is good for your skin.
go to your gym and do a fitness test and measure how much fat you have on you, that is what matters more than the number of your weight - since bones, water, muscle and other stuff contributes to the weight more than fat does.
