For me a low carb diet work wayyyyy better then counting calories. I lost 30 pounds in 3 months with exercise and by avoiding to eating anything filled with starch like corn, potatoes, pasta, rice, white bread, chips, tortillas, pastries, and anything breaded.
And eat lots of foods high in CLA (Conjugated linoleic acid) since CLA reduces body fat. Its pretty much in foods like steak, eggs, and in goat meat and kangaroo meat if you dare try it. Or go easier way and take CLA in pill form.
