I'd try some nice salmon, or possibly just a nice bit of roast beef. With the salmon you could just throw it together with some pepper, sage, oregano, and soy sauce and maybe have it alongside some rice for a nice little meal. Though I suppose any sort of fish in general might be nice for a bit of protein, you could just try some nuts, maybe pistachios or some of those nicer ones that are those small pie shaped things that are extremely white and make you think that maybe they'd been sanded down or something.
