Dear /fit/its been a few months and I feel that I have loss some muscles in my arm and upper body.I want to focus on muscles in the shoulder and chest.so far I have returned to a square meal every day.10 to 15 minuet warm-up3 sets of squats at 153 sets of shoulder exercises at 10and 50-75 reps of sit-upsand I'm trying to do this 5-6 times a week(one day of rest also note none of this is permanent)my major concerns are making sure that I do not weaken muscles(overworking) and making sure that I do enough work to return my loss muscle.any tips/crit you want to give I want to hear.Comment too long.
