I don't know what you're talking about. My Navy PRT was situps, pushups, and running.
The Army does not have pull ups. Only the Marines do.
You should aim for about 40 push ups in 2 minutes, 60 sit ups in 2 minutes, and a 12 minute 1.5 mile run, at the bare minimum.
Also, you should aim to research things legitimately.
