im pretty skinny, have decent muscles and a hard stomach. i was wondering,if i did 10 push up,10 sit ups and about 30 lifts of a quit heavy plastic ball,would my muscles improve,if so how long would it take to see a differance

dude, what you need to aim for is bodyweight exercises, they kick ass for absolutely everything, once you can get up to push ups in the hundreds then your all good!
