whatup /fit/ i need your help. I weigh 175 lbs. if starting today i only took in 2.5g of fat and 19g of carbs a day till the end of the week and went running every day 2 miles, how much weight would i lose at the end of the week. (i have about an average metabolism)

your body will go into starvation mode. you'll lose weight. then when you get back to a normal diet, you'll gain it all back + some extra.

Is that all you're planning on eating? Too few calories.

fat: 2.5g * 9 cal/g = ~23 calories
carbs: 19g * 4 cal/g = 76 calories

That's barely 100 calories! You need at least 15x that much to keep from going into starvation mode.
