any of you ever gotten a massage after lifting?i have some pretty bothersome lower back pain/shoulder pain and usually the pain is increased on the days that I do back/shoulder exercises (deadlifts ect.)and the thing is I'm not bulking yet so I know the muscles arent growing, anyway yea do you guys ever get massages after you lift and do the y help recovery time or WAT
Feed your body some calories, it's saying its hungry and you're overtraining it.
