I'd like tips on Olympic lifts. I'm usually so careful with form and I tend to go for controlled movements. Unsurpisingly, I instinctively restrain myself from slinging weights above my head for fear of falling ass backwards.
Are there any crucial elements to the technique I'm missing? I mean, even jumping feels unnatural to me. The most of I've done in this vein of weightlifting is a dodgy but pleasing 140+lbs clean and press.
