Sup /fit/?This summer I'm planning to cycle to the gym instead of getting the tube (londonfag here). It's about 9km each way.Is this good? Will it have a detrimental effect on my workout performance? Can it replace my leg workout?
It's a nice warmup and will give you a little bit of muscle, depending on how hard the track is.But don't expect wonders.Biking less than 30 km is not really training.
