sup /fit/My back hurts and it never hurt before, my job requires me to lift heavy shit since I am a dude. I am a pretty heavy dude with mussles huge like XBAWKS, I never lift with my back but with my legs. At the end of the day my upper back starts hurting like crazy :(wut shoudl i do (and I cant stop lifting stuff at work)pic unrelated, because it doesn't feel good at all.
