I've been trying to lose weight for years but everything eventually gets thrown back in my face. When I gave up soda, I lost a pound, when I gave up sweets, I lost maybe another. When I started controlling my food intake, making healthier choices, and even taking up pilates and doing some exercises and making sure I walk a half hour each day, nothing happened. I gave up caffeine and nothing happened either.

I grown to intake about 1200 calories a day and I manage to stick to that routine for nearly 5 months. I even started SlimQuick, but all that did was give me headaches :/

What can I possibly be doing wrong? I'm 20 lbs overweight and that's all I intend to lose, but I only lost like 2 lbs within the year, and I'm far more active than I was before. I just don't get it.

You are lazy and not serious enough to want to lose weight.

How long did it take to put in those 20 lbs of fat? way more than a year.

So yea eat a big breakfast with eggs, cereals/oatmeal.
have 4 small meals during the day. containing 50% carbs 30% protein and healthy fats.

Also run out side or something or do shit at home like pushups, jumping jacks, skip rope etc
