i had to lift tuesday and today(thursday obv) instead of my regular MWF schedule since my gay nigger gym was closed for labor day

would I be better off lifting tomorrow or taking the next 3 off?

itd mean id do 5x5 squatz 2 days in a row

Not a big fan of bodyweight exercises but I was just generally asking if it would hurt more than help if I lifted 2 days in a row

doing back to back stronglifts days, though the only 2 things I'm doing the same are squatz

as opposed to mwf like usual

just lift on sat. and then continue regular schedule on mwf
