and as for the blood pressure, i had high bp for a while, and it will make u prone to headaches. i would assume if it's pretty elevated for you it would be the cause. and 131/59 a'int bad. most high b.p. deals with the actual numbers during exercise, not at rest. srry for the bad grammar im tired.
