I was playing basketball yesterday and sprained my right ankle, on my outer side part. Fortunately the bone doesn't seem to be affected other than soreness like a bruise. I can still put pressure on it, but I'm pretty much on a no-right-foot policy for now./fit/, have you ever had a high ankle sprain? What are your methods for treating this? Timetable for recovery?

I blame it on the 2inch thick soles on bball shoes.
