hey /fit/, i've noticed that my belly's getting kinda big lately. i'm not looking to go to a gym or anything, i just want to get something done quickly at home. i'm not expecting any dramatic changes, like rock hard abs, but i would like to get rid of this flabby stomach. what would you recommend?

Get a workout tape that lasts at least half an hour, like Tae Bo. Do it every day.

Also, stop drinking soda and going to fast food places. Start drinking more water.

Those are your basic options anyways.

wrong. crunches do not burn fat. if you do crunches when you have a belly, your stomache will look bigger as you build muscle under the unchanged fat.
cardio, and lots of it.
