Hey OP:
I used to be really fucking skinny too, maybe weighed just a bit more than you in that pic- I kinda followed advice I have heard around this board, from friends, classes, cruisin the net, etc. Over the past 4 months, I have gained some weight (good) and toned some from running 3 miles a day (for cardio/warmup) and lifting a bit at the gym for about 30 mins 3 days/week, working on chest, abs, and back. My stamina is up, I am faster, I feel better and stronger.
Also, this is from eating A LOT, seriously. I havent counted calories, but I am pounding down WAY more than I did before I started working out. Eating whole grains, vegetables (mainly lettuce), cutting out all things except water for beverages, tuna, nuts, and turkey.
You can do it, OP!
