Where can I improve in my diet, /fit/?
8:30 am: 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cottage cheese, 3 strawberries, a banana, and an assortment of berries like blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
11:30 am ish: HIIT workout.
11:55 am: Whey protein shake (1gC, 0gF, 30gP), banana, and a kashi bar thing with 5g fiber and 8g protein.

Dinner will be a salmon fillet with grilled squash or somethinggg.

Anyway, that's usually what I have for breakfast (sometimes have Kashi cereal if I want something cold), and I have that after my HIIT always (give or take the banana, but always the shake and some kinda carb.) I'm trying to eat about 1500 calories a day.

Don't know if I'm going to have 'lunch'. An afternoon snack maybe, but the post workout food usually is my lunch.

then why are you taking protein? it's used to build up muscle, but your body also needs alot of calories to build muscle

if you are cutting calories, which is fine, your body won't be able to use the protein to build muscle - it's a waste

just get some meal replacements or something
