I'm in the business of fat loss, looking to have abs by the end of the summer. I'm estimating that I have another 10-15 pounds of fat to lose before I get there. I wish I had a picture to upload, but no digi-cam. I run 3-5 miles a day, (sometimes I throw in a half hour bike ride) do some pussy lifting for the metabolic boost, and eat as such:

Breakfast: Reduced Sugar Oatmeal, milk, water, and a multi vitamin 200 calories

Lunch: Turkey sandwich/Half a turkey and cheese quesadilla, 230-300 calories

Dinner: Varies significantly, which is why I eat so little during the day.

I also have a low calorie snack between meals. (100 cal and under)

Only my top abdominal muscle is visible before it melts into fat, and my BMI is a 22.3, so I'm not even close to underweight or skinny. I don't look too fat in clothes, but once I'm undressed I look pretty damn chubby and I've been more than ready to do something about it for a while. As I said, I am in the business of fat loss, not bulking muscle.

It's brown sugar flavored, and it just says reduces sugar on the box. I have flavorless plain oats as well, should I switch to these?

I agree with this statement. However if your too gay for unsweetened then I suggest you dice an apple into it, atleast its healthy sugar.

I'll make the change to flavorless tomorrow. I'm not a bitch, I've got a will power of steel and I can take whatever change is necessary, provided it's within my control.
