hey /fit/Whenever I do crunches or sit ups, it always feels like the right side of my stomach is actually working and not the left side. I keep trying to fix this problem by trying to straighten out more i guess but it doesnt really work.Is there a certain way im supposed to do my crunches, or is my body just awkward and I have to try to compensate for it somehow?
Do leg raises instead you fairy.
Leg raises are good too, but you can also combinate sit ups with leg raises. So that you go:Left elbow to right knee etc.
maybe your right side's just weaker so it has to work more to do the same thing as the left
