Hey /fit/, my first time posting here. And I'll assume you get this a lot;I'm your average gamer-type body. Not exactly fat, but not exactly thin, and no muscle any where.I've decided I'm really going to step and try and get reasonably fit, but I'm not sure really how to approach it. Should I bother dieting? How often should I exercise to start? What can I do instead of running (weights, anything, I just really fucking hate running)? Any other tips you guys got for me?Thanks.
