Alright. Its time for a change.
I am six feet tall and weigh ~200 pounds. I don't really do much exercise besides either.
I'm not to fond of this.
What would be the healthiest way to go about loosing 20 or 30 pounds? What kinds of workouts would I need to do? What types of food should I eat?
I'm trying to turn this weight thing around now before it gets out of hand later down the road and fucks up my life.
