Monday- one minute- warmup
four minutes- tabata thrusters
Tuesday- Pulllups to failure, then pressups to failure then chinups to failure
Wednesday- 5 minute sprint HITT, 20 seconds max, 30 seconds rest.
Thursday- 20 Burpees 20 squats 20 burpees... until time runs out.
Friday- Speed roping
Saturday- Shadowboxing for 3 1 minute rounds interspersed with 2 1 minute breaks
Sunday- Rest.
