hai thar /fit/, started working out regularly recently and am noticing the difference, at the moment I only have a bar and dumbells with up to 35kg in weights(I'm a slim built guy btw) but I don't think I'm working all my muscles.

Does anybody have a site/book or anything helpful to me?
