Hey /fit/ I have some questions for you.

I am an electrician and borderline diabetic (too much sugar or not enough food makes me get cold sweats but doctors say its not advanced enough to treat) currently I eat like a normal guy.

Rasinbran (5:30am)
coffee & bagal (9:15am)
two ham & cheeze sammich (noon)
hamberger helper (6:00pm)
snacks (chips, crackers, pop)

My recommended intake is 2600cal which im defiantly meeting but im failing terribly to meet the proper carb/protein intake.

Im adding a meal at 3:15 (right after work) so i dont crash around dinnertime like i do now and a light snack at 9pm if i need to. Can you guys recommend a meal plan for me that would increase my carb/protein intake but still fit my current lifestyle?

Thanks!

Try replacing soda with milk or water. For snacks, try fruit or steamed veggies instead of chips or some other kind of junk food
For your dinners, if you're still tired, try just making yourself a sandwich and wait like half an hour after eating to go to bed. Might help a bit.
