Trust me when I say this...
REST.
You only get one good pair of shoulders, and muscling through the pain will only cause further damage. Last time i strained my shoulder I took about a month off, and that wasnt enough because it still bothers me now and again.
be very very very careful anon, you could fuck your shoulders up to the point where you could never lift again. Look at it this way, either 3 weeks off, or pain and forever off.
