I'm a pretty active person, lift 4 times a week and do muay thai/running 6 days of the week. But I'm addicted to energy drinks. Exactly how bad is this shit for me? Probably drink 3 a week.

3/week is not that bad. I would recommend you start to lower your consumption. Drink coffee instead of the drinks. It has a lower amount of caffeine compared to the energy drinks.
