Depends on your schedule and your bodys reaction, it's not really a black/white answer. If midnight is the middle of the day for you then I don't see what the problem would be. See for yourself if you become irregularly tired then irregularly energized. From my experiences it's better to be on a set pattern of sleep and training. Hope that helps
