I just tried to exercise and it was complete failure. I didn't know what to do. I probably looked like a shithead. Recommend me some beginner Cardio things. I have no equipment or money to buy some

Move until your heart rate gets up to around 140-150bpm. Keep it there for as long as desired. Tada - cardio!

This. When I first started going to the gym I was self-conscious about the muscle-bound guys who clearly knew what the fuck they were doing. Part of my solution to that was going at 2 AM (24 hour fitness membership), and part of the solution (before I became comfortable with going out that late) was just ignoring them as best I could. Nobody's laughing at you, nobody's even paying attention to you, so don't fret. You're one of a million seemingly identical people whom these people see on a regular basis, so they just sort of stop noticing us.

OP here I wasnt at a gym. I meant I looked stupid because I was doing stuff I maybe tried in the 10th grade. It was totally unorganised. But I did sweat.
