Hola /fit/, skinny nerd here.

I've decided to start working out more though I'm relatively ignorant on the whole subject. So far I've just been mimicking what I used to do when I was on a soccer team in high school.

This basically amounts to:
-stretching
-run (or jog anyway) two miles
-more stretching with crunches and push ups
-run two more miles or possibly use an exercise bike (which goes about four miles)
-end

So, does this seem good? I plan on doing this maybe two-three times a week unless of course you guys have a better idea.

Also, I'd like to get my arms a little bigger at some point. Not bodybuilder level or anything, just not as skinny as they are now. Any tips?

Why are you running if your skinny? Weight lifting. Do it.

Ignore him, do some cardio while you enter a bulk phase. That way, your stamina isn't shit when you get larger.

This guy has a point, but doing THAT much cardio isnt worth it, do compound lifts (inb4 squatz)and general weight lifting on the off days for cardio, IE - Cardio monday, Weights Tuesday, Cardio wednesday, Weights Thursday, etc etc.
