I just bought a wii and wiifit.
Can anyone tell me what are the best exercises on it for just losing weight? Theres lots of exercises and stuff to do but some are for balance and strength and other things, should i just do all of them or are there ones that are best for losing weight that i should focus on?

It's not a normal video game, if you don't know anything about it you don't need to post.
If you're just going to troll piss off back to /b/.
Anyone with real answers?

I'll tell you what you should do. Go sign up to a gym which costs less than a wii, talk to a trainer and he will build you a program - do that and eat right then you will lose weight. Not by playing kiddy video games that will only make you look like a retard waving around his arms while not actually doing shit for you. Good day.

This.

Thread over, sage for WiiFit and the belief that it will actually benefit you.

My wife bought this for our daughter and me.

My experience with it, is that it's GREAT for getting kids up and moving in the evenings.

As far as it goes for a primary workout method...if you're just starting out with ANY kind of workout routine, it's a fun/cute way of getting used to moving.

After you've played it for a couple weeks, you'll want to do more.

I work out in the mornings (i do a serious fullbody/HIIT routine), so every now and then I'll toss on the yoga stuff and basically stretch in the afternoon.

Is it a serious peice of workout equiptment? Absolutely not. Is it fun and does it help you get off your butt? Yes.

If cardio is what you are looking for (and most effective to say the least) try playing Heavy shit in DDR, now there's some vidya related fitness.

Which is exactly what it's intended for.
Shame not a lot of other people don't realise that...

Yeah man. Particularly songs that are high stream & voltage. Basically... anything Naoki.
