Hello /fit/, I'm turning to you in my time of need.

I just had my wisdom teeth out over the weekend, and I'm looking for some light exercise I can do that won't increase my risk of getting dry sockets. (shit where the blood clot doesn't form right.)

Running and weight lifting are out of the question, as the require straining and shit.

Are there any calisthenics that are pretty light, but can still give you a decent workout?

Pic unrelated.

You're not going to lose all your muscle mass in the time you have to wait. Don't worry about exercise

Repetitive bodyweight exercises. That way you can stop if you get too worked up. Push ups, situps, light cardio (running in place). Even just going to a long walk could do some good.

I wouldn't do much if I were you. Maybe some light leg work like a stationary bike on the lowest setting. I wouldn't do anything where blood would rush to your head like pushup, situps, etc. Also, you won't be eating like you normally do so don't be surprised if you lose a little weight.

OP here, long walk seems like the best bet. I've just been so inactive all week I've been having troubles sleeping at night (I'm a fairly energetic person.)

I really don't wanna rick fucking up my mouth.
