5'9" / 118 lbs / m BP - ?????? Resting heart - 80 something last I checked, and I only checked it one day right after waking up. BMI - 17.4 Activity level - light/mod Eating habits - I don't eat enough vegetables, but I do good with everything else. I try to get roughly 2600 calories per day, but I'm usually a bit under.
What should I do to improve myself?
