Excersize Times Anonymous
Hiya /fit/ I was wondering when are BAD times to excersize, if you work out or do strenuous excersize late at night is it bad for you?

I've been doing pushups / jump rope / crunches at night at about 9 and go to bed a few hours later, would this be bad?

Also what about eating, should it be done before or after working out (I'd assume after) and by how big of a time margin?

Completely dependant on the individual. In order to correctly answer I would need to know all about your patterns of eating, what you eat, how old you are, previous exercise spells, and alot more.

During the day is better for you if you have 'normal' eating patterns.
