no, not every day, this is the first time ive noticed it.
im guessing it was the nuts. probably the brazil nuts. but i only had like 5 of them.
either fitday overestimates the selenium content, or they're really fucking nutritious. om nom nom.
SO hopefully i'll just piss out the excess? or is that only water-soluble vitamins?
