hey /fit/ need your advice here, is smart to run before breakfast? Mainly because my work schedule changed and now the only time i'm able to run is like 4am before work.

Have some protein, 300mg caffeine and 1-2L of water before jogging, and it'll be really good for you.

It's good to run or walk before breakfast (unless you're running really fast) if you want to loose weight.
