Think of cardio training like weight training. You can't just keep the same intensity week after week and expect improvement. you need to step it up or your body just adapts. Also, cut the fucking twinkies of course. A caloric deficit is necessary.

But also watch your diet closely. And as you begin to lose weight run longer.
