hey /fit/ here to ask a question.im 15 years old. i weigh 70 kilosand am 1:75 m tall. now as a child i was quite chubby now however i am leaner and well built in my early days ive done aikido which really stresses on the legs.now i have very large thighs composed of muscleover the years they've sort of softened.they have soften after I've quit aikido after 6 years.my question is how do i get my legs to not touch.ive been doing pea squats but theyve made my legs even muscular then before thanks /fit/pic not related

why the fuck were you doing aikido at 11? it's really stressful on the joints, and isn't supposed to be practised until at least 18.cardio work to lose fat ffs, maybe even hiit

op here, yes i run everyday i try to do 2 km then walk back.no one had told us its really stressful on the joints.i had micro tears in my kneecap. and developed something else with i forgot :>
