Hello /fit/
Im a 19 year old, 5'11", 190 pound male.
I've been working out seriously since last March.
Heres my max lifts
Deadlift- 295lbs
Squat- 245lbs
Bench Press- 205lbs
How am I doing?

Depends on what your starting point was. If you came from absolutely nothing, then you're doing good. If you came with some sort of training base before, then pick up the intensity you pussy.

Honestly, we can't tell. He didn't tell us what he started off doing. What his original weight was and all that. For 8 months of training and weighing 190 lbs, seems like he could be doing much more.

OP here. I started at 168lbs. Prior to that I was benching 135 and had no squat or deadlift training what so ever. I wasn't a total noob in the gym as I had been going a year prior to this, but I was doing machines and shit.

Not trying to knock you because that's solid work, but I still feel that at 190 lbs you should be lifting more with 8 and 1/2 months of training. What kind of program were/are you on?

your squat max should not be 40 lbs more then your bench.

Yea my diet is probably the problem. Not until August did I start eating ALOT more food. Between August and now was when I gained a good portion of the weight I gained.

Hey sounds like you've made some sort of progress. Just keep it up and try to improve your diet.
