What does /fit/ eat for protein and how much of it? I mean besides shakes/bars/suppliments. I eat alot of chicken and fish and beans and I try to somehow work a hard boiled egg into every meal along with a glass of milk

You know what's a great source of lean protein? Shrimp. I just discovered this. Get a whole boatload of peel-and-eat shrimp, boil em up, munch on them as a snack. Delicious, low fat, and lots of protein.


Other than that, I just have the standard answers: canned tuna, sardines, and quark/cottage cheese.
