I'm sure you get a thousand posts like this a day, /fit/, and for that I'm sorry.

I'm a female, 18, 5'7" and 220 pounds. I've tried diets before, but they never ended up working out, for whatever reason. (I'm weak-willed and I know it).

Just the other day I started noticing that my chest hurts sometimes, and I got scared. I should have started being serious about this a lot sooner, but better late than never, right?

I go to school 5 times a week from 8am to 3pm. I've applied for a couple of jobs around here so that I can get enough money to pay for a gym membership. I don't eat very much fast food, maybe like 3 times a month, if that, and I have about a soda every two or three days. The problem is that I had overeaten in the past to get where I am now, and by this point I'm just maintaining my weight, not losing any.

What can you suggest for me? I live in a big family, so buying select foods for me (such as high protein or only vegetables or something) aren't going to work so great. We eat rather healthy, though.

Camwhore yourself to bbw-chan.net
Trick horny fat fetishists into giving you money
Spend it on gym membership, exercise equipment, etc

Exercise. Seriously just run around the block 20 times.

Running safely is actually more expensive than you'd think. A good pair of running shoes to help prevent knee fuck-ups is expensive. I'd suggest some sort of nonimpact cardio like swimming until you lose some weight, but that may or may not be expensive too.

uhm, you dont know the reason but you do? womanspeak is prevalent in this one!

the chest pain may be blood clots, especially if you take birth control, you may wanna get that shit checked out.

Excuses, the first sign of failure. Seriously stop making excuses, cook your own meals. Don't touch their stuff, make your own little shelf or keep it in your room if you have to.

She said that she didn't have a job, how do you expect her to buy her own foods?

And OP, Gym Membership is expensive, and pointless unless you need that sort of motivation, unless you are doing specific things to get a specific look.

IMO, try just walking a bit, or swimming if you can.

If you think you are eating decently, try just uping the movement, and you should see some results.

That picture is great. As if someone who knew her is not going to recognise the blob just because of the blacked out eyes.
