Squat problem Anonymous
I have been going to the chriopracter for the last monght, apparently I have Vertebral Sublaxation, a couple of my spine vertebrai are curved towards my left.
The chriopracter says I shouldn't be doing squats because the bar rests on my spine, So if I were to do front squat or if I just don't let the bar actually apply pressure directly to my spine, would I be fine? Or do squats apply too much weight to the spine even if you do it properly?

ffs why are you asking 4chan?

your chiro is probably more worried about any weight loaded on your spine since that left leaning curve is a risk and doen't bear load in the anatomically safe and correct way

i got nothing else to say

chiropractor is a faggot should die

start doing deadlifts and turkish get-ups to strengthen your core

Could also ask about squats where you hold the bar overhead like in the overhead press. I forget the proper name for them.

I'm not nearly strong enough or balanced enough for that I don't think. My triceps are shit, plus I wouldn't be able to do my max

do front squats work the same way? they probably take a little off hamstrings and put more on the calves?

lololol so true

no seriously he knows more about your problem than anybody on 4chan. And if you want a second opinion ask a real doctor then go with that advice. If you dislodge a vertebra then it's good bye legs

lol to this insanity about keeping up with squatz. but the 1st guy responding was all you needed....
>ffs why are you asking 4chan?

there are more ways to fitness than just squatz (altho not many...)
