Hey /fit/I joined a gym recently, I have no idea what i should be doing there.I'm of reasonable fitness, I just want a nice swimmers style body, concentrating on shoulders, pecs, abs and back muscles.I go to the gym about 3 times a week..How much cardio work should I be doing, time wise? I'm currently doing about 30 mins cardio, 30 mins weights followed by molesting myself furiously in the steam room.Any suggestions/images on what weight machines to use/how long to spend doing what would be awesomely appreciated <3
