My favorite is always my breakfasts because i'm starving after waking up. My current favorites are these two... 1- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream, 2 scoops vanilla muscle milk (about 20 grams protein), one full banana, and milk as liquid added. all together ends up being about 35 grams of protein.... 2- One serving of oatmeal, 4 oz. chicken breast, Whey shake, and 1 tbs EFA
Meal one was on bulking and two was for cutting
