Tidy your fucking room, you cant just focus on getting your shit in order in one part of your life (your weight and fitness in this instance) you have to make a conscious effort to discipline yourself and practice self control over everything you do. The best advice i can give you is to seriously consider joining one of the armed forces, they will teach you discipline and how to have an orderly mind. Possibly by breaking you and building you back up but it will be worth it to you in a few years time trust me. Go down to your local recruitment office and ask some questions, they will give you some stuff to help you get in shape for it before you sign up.
