Can /fit/ please name some compound body weight exercises that work your anterior, lateral, and posterior deltoids?

Why just bodyweight? I'm sure you can get access to weights somehow.. but if you're really hell-bent then try iron cross style holding on a couple of bars or something, you can vary position with strength. Handstand pushups are good for shoulders but seriously try planches/psuedo planches - they're great for delts.

Get some plastic gallon jugs to do lateral raises with. Make sure to do them high too. Do 10 to the sides, 10 to the front, and 10 overhead, repeat until collapse.
