Hi /fit/ I am 18, I am about 5'11 and I weigh about 205. I need to lose weight but I don't like exercising, the only exercise I get is walking home from the bus stop for like 10 minutes. I don't eat unhealthy foods but I don't try to eat all healthy stuff. I typically have a cup of coffee with milk for breakfast, then I skip lunch in school and then come home and eat a snack like at 3:00 PM. Then I have a regular meal at around 9:00. After, I usually have a handful of cereal (Rice Krispies) and a glass of milk and go to sleep. Am I doing something wrong? I've been fat pretty much all my life but I want to lose weight now. Is there any way to lose weight without exercise? I don't care if it is unhealthy.

Yeah starve yourself.

Honestly you WILL NOT get any real progress unless you stop being a fat lazy shit and exercise. Also your diet is terrible. Coffee for breakfast? Cereal for dinner? Man eat some real things. Like lean meats, veggies, and fruits.

Start lifting weights, not only do muscles burn more calories, but once you start seeing some definition youll be like "fuck yea..."

Skipping meals tends to lead to overeating. Your 3:00 PM "snack" is probably a meal in itself. The "handful" of Rice Krispies you have not only is probably more than an average handful, but it also is calories that aren't being used. You eat them and they break down into fats or whatever they do while you sleep. You should eat breakfast, you should eat lunch, and you should eat dinner. Some may say eat more meals, but smaller. But you shouldn't be eating 1 meal a day. That leads to gorging.

stop eating cereal before going to sleep. In fact, cut all carbs for 3 hours before hitting the sack. This means all sugars (including fruits), grains, wheats, etc.
