I want to start jogging in the morning before school. I need to be in school by 7. Usually I wake up around 6. If I wake up an hour earlier and jog 30 - 40 mins at 5 am, is it bad to be jogging right after you wake up? Should I eat breakfast before or after?

Just run. You should eat something for sure just in case.

If you don't eat anything, you'd have less energy, and also although running after you wake up burns moar fat, it also burns moar mussel.

Your choice.

I'm a real fatty trying to lose weight. Muscle loss isn't a problem right now.

Maybe eating a piece of fruit before the run, then after I run / shower and stuff, eat a bowl of cereal before I head to school?

eating something heavy before exercise make you have a fucked up stomach and you'll throw up if you're starting.

if your really dedicated, but damn 7 sucks then i got one for ya, wake up 5am, each just bran cereal nothing hard, then jog 30-45 mins later and its good, then eat moar protein
