How's my diet? Anonymous
Here's my diet the last three days. Bear in mind I work the late shift.

3:30 - Kashi Go Lean Crunch w/ rice milk
4-6 gym
6:15 protein shake
8:00 2 hard boiled eggs and a poached chicken sausage
11:00 3 tablespoons organic peanut butter
1:00am 1/2 Huge Musculine Green Salad topped with turkey
3:00am 2nd half of huge salad

I like all the protein but am I consuming too much fat in the process?

OP here, can you be more specific?

I'm wondering if eating that much after midnight is bad, regardless of sleep schedule

What is your actual reason for that? Anyone who is doing resistance training should have some sort of protein rich food after a work out, regardless of whether they're trying to gain or lose weight.

It depends. If you're eating before bed, make sure whatever you consume is low in, if not free of carbohydrates.
If you're trying to gain weight, I would recommend some sort of protein rich food (preferably a shake) before bed, since you're basically going to be fasting for ~8 hours.
As far as the fat goes, I think the 3 tablespoons of peanut butter in the middle of the day is kind of a weird place to put that much fat; that's like 18 grams. I would eat like half of that before your work out and half after, or put it in your shake.

What the fuck are you doing for 2 hours at the gym anyway?
If you're able to work out for two hours straight even with warm up and cool down time, you're probably not working hard enough.
