Op here, sorry my computer is acting gay and not allowing me to post subjects.. don't know why but anyway..

Post you success stories, current or complete! Here's my one so far!
>> Anonymous
And for details; started working out about 2 years and 7 months ago. Began at 115 pounds (1) and now am 171 pounds. Picture 10 was taken 3 months ago and I have increased my chest, bi and tri measurements by a quarter of an inch since then.
>> Anonymous
cool story bro but you are still a skinny fag.
>> Anonymous
how often did you train?
I started about 3 month ago, lost my belly and gained some muscles. on my way to pic 2.
>> Anonymous
6 looks like vag hair on your chest.

good progress. kind of slow but you're making good advancements. keep it up and hit it harder. eat moar.

My training was all over the place sadly. I fell foul of several myths and many bad workouts otherwise my progress would have been faster.

But currently I train 3 times a week, large compound exercises mainly. Squats, bench, rows etc.

Your bellyboo in pic2 scares me :(

You have now earned your bones and may progress to isolation exercises, sir. Pay no heed to the fat powerlifters who angrily tell you you need to squat and eat more.
>> Anonymous
I think I liked you better before the muscles
>> Anonymous
how old are you now?
>> Anonymous
nice going OP

what were the bad myths and workouts, and what's the time span between 1-10?
>> Anonymous
OP's picture gave me a question: How does having an "eight-pack" differentiate from six-pack abs? Are your muscles stronger in any way, or is it kind of just for show?

Bellyboo?
>> Anonymous
>>339736
I read a thread here on /fit/ a few months ago that the amount of 'packs' are determined by genetics. Some guys have 6, others have 10. It just depends on genetics, how well defined you are, and how low you drop your pants to show the lower packs.

isolation exercises will always be stupid unless you're a bodybuilder, and then you're just gay.

how tall are you?
>> Anonymous
>>339721

So OP, what would you recommend a anon that just recently joined a gym and wants to beef up like you? specifics please
>> Anonymous
Started out at 143 lbs 3 years ago

now at 172 lbs, still gaining (:
I'm 5.8 tall, BF around 12%

Weightgaining first truly started when i began eating more and more, and now im in control.

Ive grown so much the last year that ive gotten stretchmarks all over my thighs, and around my armpits, and they are starting to show up on my arms too. They keep me motivated.

wtf? how do you stay at 12% BF if you eat more and more?
>> Anonymous
>>340121
It's called mussel instead of fat
>> Anonymous
>>340122

... way to troll ...

muscle gained by eating alone... nice try

Lurk moar newfag. OP could mean that he sticks to the 'many little meals throughout the day' routine. I believe that qualifies as eating more.

might I just ask, dear sir, what does a vagina do on your chest?
>> Dante
Hi again, OP is back, maybe I should get a tripcode or something.

>>338778
Thanks but I love compound exercises so its hard to just switch to all da curlz for gurls. Still I would love to regain my semi 8-pack that I had when I was 18
>> Anonymous
gone from skinny assed 68kg to 104kg 230lbs at 10-12% bf over the course of 5 years. Heavy lifting and consistency yo
>> Dante
>>340429

That's more impressive than mine, I find it hard to keep the fat off without having to constantly do some kind of exercise everyday. I mean other than my diet which I don't vary (chicken breast, white fish, tuna, beef steak, pasta, brown rice and potatoes) and my cheat days (burger king :( ), I always have this annoyin lower ponch now and cardio does nothing to it sigh

Weird right pec is weird in picture 5

104kg fag here

westside for skinny bastards helped me aquire most of my strength and size

as for staying lean, consuming carbs for breakfast and only pre and post training (and when feeling too depleated) helped me go a long way
>> Dante
>>340438
I go for 3 weetabix and milk, 4 eggs and a piece of wholemeal toast in the morning.

Then training, a shake and about 2-3 hours later a large grilled chicken breast with veg and pasta/rice etc.

Dinner same and finish off the night with a shake in milk.

Cons? Pros?

>>340442

thing that sticks out right away is milk before bed
the carbs in that well only contribute towards weight gain

try drinking the shake with just water or a slow digesting protein like cottage cheese

other than that it looks good
>> Dante
>>340459

Thing is I do wana keep gaining weight (I'm 5'9 btw) but keep lean at the same time which is everyone's wish i guess. I heard having milk in the protein shake makes it slower digesting due to the casein in it.
