Hey /fit/, does wearing weights during your daily activities really build muscle passively, or is it just going to fuck up my spine?

Sure, you feel amazing when you take them off, but was anything useful really gained?

They don't work as well as in the martial arts movies or animu, but yes, if you're a lazy fuck or don't have as much time, it can build muscle. As for your spine, just make sure your wrist weights aren't too heavy and don't let them hang, and don't be an idiot and put something on your back.

They won't really build much muscle.

Wear 10-pounders on every limb. I did it when I used to run track. Just make sure you're actually moving, or it's not going to do shit.

I'm wearing 5-pounders right now, and it feels like the force of the world is coming down on me. I'm a weakling, anon. I'd be crushed under 10-pounds on every limb.

Holy hell, I have 15 pounder on each leg. I actually wearing them when I go biking, walking, etc. The thing that sucks is having to wear larger pants to cover them up so you don't look like a douche when in public. Eh, they definately work for building muscle, but keep shit off your back and only put light things on your wrist. Also, if you're immensly idiotic you could also wear a diver belt around your waist, though I doubt it'd do much good.
