which ones do you do?
how often do you do them?
whats your bpm during/ afterwards?

for me, weather permitting, i ride my bike down to the store 3 times per week, all in all takes about an hour , 7 mile round trip. my bpm is around 130 .

now im doing interval running on the treadmill, 30s on and off for 20 minutes, trying for 2 times a week (they really kick my ass) heart rate is usually about 200 when im done. tonight it was about 204.

Elliptical. 30 minutes a day, five days a week. 175 BPM target during. Usually pretty close to that target. After, fuck if I know.

I play Lacrosse for the church's league so we practice everyday after 6pm until 10-11pm. I have no idea what my heart rate is, but I get runner's high everytime after doing conditioning =)
