Hey /fit/ if I go surfing and I feel sore afterwards can I still go to the gym later or should I even still go to the gym? Surfing is a pretty good workout I'm just wondering if it will get me toned or not. I usually go every day.

Will it get you toned? Depends on how much you go. If you do it quite a bit, sure, it's a great workout. If you live where the waves are shitty are something and aren't surfing a lot, then you wouldn't want to count on it totally.
