/fit/how do you guys deal with lowering caloric intake? I do a lot of cardio and strength training and eat about 2500-3000 cals a day... I maintain my weight.I'm trying to cut a bit so I lowered it to 2000 for the last two days and for the last two daysincluding today I have really bad migraines and dizzyness.. should I just go back to 2500-3000?No idea wtf to do here...
Hey I have a question similar to OPs.. do any off you still go to the gym when you have a headache? I have one and am about to go to the gym.. sigh but my headache is bugging me.

6'4", 200 lbs, I eat really healthy and about 2500 cals a day since I go to the gym 5 times a week.

Same here, dear anon. Just don't cut that much carbs. I went batshit crazy trying to lose some fat I ended up losing muscles. I eat about 3000 to maintain my weight too.
