Hey /fit/ been working out for awhile but avoided squatting, just been doing lots of barbell curlz for a long time, but through research im seeing the light. Apparently squats release a large amount of testosterone and will basically power up your whole body? Heard great things about 20 rep squat routine.Problem is i cannot afford a squat rack. My brother is a dickhead and refuses to help me get the wieght on and off my back. How can i safely squat with a decent amount of wieght?I mean i could squat with low weight which i could press back up and dump on my bed, but that would be a low wieght for my legs and kind of pointless.I could do a back type squat where i hold the weight behind my legs (think thats a hack squat?) but i hear there not nearly as effective, although i cant think why that would be.HalpBy the way I box, besides adding wieght, will legs add alot of power to my punch or would my time better be spent on shoulders and triceps?
