Looking to lose weight quickly, with exercise and improved diet. Would you recommend taking these to assist?

I used it to cut weight for wrestling.

Made me lose my appetite so I had to force myself to eat. Took it for about 2 and a half months. Helped lose weight (about 10 lbs.) but it lowered my strength dramatically and I lost many matches because of it.

Muscletech products in general are bullshit.

They make outrageous claims, are overpriced, and the ones that do work are inferior to other products in the marketplace.

Caffine pills are a cheap and almost as effective alternative.

Take 200mg in the morning and 200 at lunch.

Caffine pills are like 1200 caps for 4 bucks.

Combine that with 200-300 decrease in cals, and 180+ grams of protien a day and it will = weight loss.

OP here. Ive been doing that, reducing caloric intake and all. I been eating smaller meals and cutting out fast food, and soda. Just looking for something to give me an extra edge. Im relatively out of shape, and I want to build muscle mass/tone, and trim the fat off. Main ways of getting a workout are weights, jogging 1-2 miles. Any other suggestions?

jog, walk or run for more than 30 mins. After that time your body starts burning fat instead of glucose.

Thanks much. There was a thread I saw on here earlier, a guy wanted to kinda get a spiderman-esque physique. Is kinda like to get into the same thing. I was figuring resting inbetween weight lifting, but jogging at least 2 miles or so a day

The caloric intake and exercise regiments aforementioned are great ideas. if the dont work for you or you would like to use a supplement to help then clenbuterol is a decent one worked well for myself personally.

Shed from 16 to 9 percent body fat with a good cardio and lifting plan for an 8 week cycle. but dont even think of touching the stuff if you aren't willing to PUSH yourself... morning miles, bland foods, and gum everytime you crave anything additional. it wasn't much fun but got me very cut

Okay, thanks for that as well. So good things to eat: chicken, fish, lean beef, veggies. So bland foods, hmm? Im willing to eat what I need to to drop the weight I have, so if you could give me suggestions of things to try, that would be wonderful
