2-a-days? Anonymous
Hey /fit/

I'm strongly considering weightlifting twice a day. Once in the morning and again in the evening. Two different muscle groups, of course. Every other day would be a run day, with one off day.

I'm taking No Xplode and some generic GNC protien, eating Oatmeal or cottage cheese and fruit in the morning, then more fruit and a bran muffin mid morning, half a wheat/turkey/lettuce/tomatoe/onion sandwich at lunch, the other half in the afternoon, steamed veggies or rice and chicken for dinner.

Is this plausible, or am I going to be overtraining and fuck myself up? Pic unrelated.

Eat Moar if you train Moar

If you've been lifting for a while, then by all means go for it. If you're a novice or intermediate lifter, than you're going to be overtraining.

Novice here, tried front squats and deadlift on the same day. Fucked me up for a week :(.

Not OP, but I would say that I'm an intermediate lifter. Would it be okay to do a long cardio session and/or HIIT in th morning, and lifting in the evening?

OP here, just got back from work.

I think I'm going to go for it. Thanks guys.

This is an entirely plausible and good idea. As said before, this is not something an amateur should do, but you seem to have a solid diet and experience lifting. Most professional bodybuilders workout two or more times per day.

I would ask your local supplement dealer about taking NO Xplode twice daily though... I don't know if you should halve your cycles and only hit it for two to four weeks because of the huge doses you'd be taking.

Lift in the morning and run in the afternoon. I lift 5 times a week AM and run 6 times a week PM.
