So is your question about not seeing changes in your body or not having a GF yet?
If it's about your body it's because you're not working hard enough.
If it's about the GF. Going to the gym for a few months won't get you girls. They tend to notice muscle tone, but you still need to talk to them.
Getting buff might help your confidence though.

Getting girls isn't always about how your look. It's about self confidence and knowing who you are.

Getting in shape and working out shouldn't really be about getting girls. It's about being healthy for yourself. If you happy with yourself then you will have confidence. And that will lead to getting girls.

You also gotta know how to talk to girls and that's just practice practice practice. If they turn you down or act like bitches your better off with out them.

girls only like asians if they're rich (especially white girls). since you're probably asian and american, that makes you rich by default. just do stuff like driving around in your expensive car, wearing a rolex watch all the time, taking out your wallet and counting the cash for no reason (most effective when done along when you're buying a coffee or something and then you pull out a fifty dollar bill to pay for a cup of coffee as you casually count how many hundred dollar bills you have left), and other stuff like that. every woman has her price, and most chicks will flock to you if you flaunt your cash, even though you have a tiny asian penis and a frail little asian body.

so you need to approach girls and try to talk to them, eventually you'll meet someone you really click with. as for the 6 months of nothing, sorry but you probably haven't been doing enough. either increase your trips or increase weight.

Find a routine and stick with it. The routine should mainly be filled with compound exercises like deadlifts, squats, bench, etc. Next step is to EAT EAT EAT, and get 1-2 days rest in between workouts.

yah go 5 days a week 1hr-2hrs
-eat protein after every workout session
-eat healthy in general
-drink enough water
-run/ jog at least once a week
low reps, high weight. so do you max weight or close to max weight on the machine your using and do it 5-8 times 3 reps
-work on legs so that they can support your body as you get bigger
-GET ENOUGH SLEEP. thats when your body heals after a session

Fail. Free weights please. Also do not lift heavy for over an hour. If you disagree I will throw science in your face. And working on legs because "they can support your body when you get bigger" is a ridiculous reason. Work out legs because they are your biggest and arguably most important muscle group, and if you do not you will look like a disproportional douchebag. Otherwise listen to this guy.

How the fuck have you been working out 6 months?! What the fuck?
Here's some basics for you... If you can lift a weight more than 12 times in a set, you are lifting to low. Up it until you can only lift it 12 times. Next, go up to a weight you can only lift 8-10 times, then 6-8 times. So, each time you work out a muscle group you'll be doing three sets. One of 12, 10 and 8 reps. At the end of those sets, you should be VERY sore.

If you find your one rep maximum weight (a weight so heavy that you could only lift it once), you should never lift below 70% of that period.
