Hey /fit/whats the best/quickest way to build a six pack, i have virtualy no stomach fat so I don't need to loose any, just build the muscels

Crunches and protein (or leg raises if you have a pull up tower/something you can support yourself from by your arms, with your legs free)and HIIT, Tabata or any other cardio to make sure you keep that BF% looooowwww.

Toe lifts
buddy, if you can't already see your abs, you have too much fat
crunches, leg lifts while on your back, side to side crunches, touching toes with fingers while on your back, thats what gives me my sixpack

>>206308Not OP. I've tried doing leg lifts while lying down but found that my lower back started to hurt. Are you supposed to lift your ass up a bit too when you raise your legs or just press your lower back down?
