Fat people pride? Pathetic. Anonymous
/fit/,

Please help explain the following to me. It makes no fucking sense:

http://www.naafaonline.com/dev2//about/index.html

Is it just me, or does this just seem like lazy cunts making excuses? At least the obese guys here are working their asses off to improve themselves!
>> faggot !kzxLmJyzX.
Its a serious case of denial. Rather than accepting the fact that they are extremely fat and need to change, they decide to blame everyone else around them for not accepting their "lifestyle choice". I haven't even checked the youtube link, but i'm going to assume its "living large in usa" with the 300lb woman on the scales and woman shouting "you're hot!".

FUCKING RAGE

No, it's a rant by a bitch named Joy Nash. She even has a myspace. (Probably doesn't contribute to making her any thinner.)

Joy seems like a good person.

I only wish to know what plan she was following when she decided to give up on trying to lose weight.

Everyone should also remember that dieting industries that are shoving out "miracle" weight loss equipment and programs are confusing fat people into thinking they can't lose weight because they follow those rip-off programs thinking it's the "right" way.

Eat nothing processed. Meat, fish, fruits, veggies, nuts, oils (monounsaturated). Is that that fucking hard?
>> Anonymous
Hm, first the fashion industry needs to realize that girls also make it to heights of over 5'10".

Now that pisses me off.

>>232556
Well, you can't choose how tall you are, so agreed.

welcome to the Bluepill age.

prozac and the like are giving fat fuckers the attitude to be elitist pricks while maintaining their lard.

Aren't fashion models normally tall?
>> Anonymous
>>232558
Well, it's true that people do genetically have faster metabolisms, otherwise, there'd be no way to explain hard gainers. As an endo myself, I know I have to work extra hard to not gain fat... I hate it. As much as this may shock people, I rather be the guy who could eat as much as he wanted without gaining weight and dying earlier because of it, than the guy who has some muscles and takes good care of himself.

Models are 5'9"-5'11"

you fail fatty.

That's what I eat now. (Plus I have some cheat days)

The thing is, Joy (and other fat people) could have not know that the foods you just listed are the proper healthy, dieting foods.

Diet and low-fat are stapled to everything so people flock to it thinking it will be okay. Stuff like "Enriched Wheat Flour" is horrible because people may think it's as valuable as 100% wheat flour.

Skimmed through it after half way and i stand by my point. I'm willing to bet my life that if she was offered the chance to wake up tomorrow at a healthy weight and wear all the size 2 shit she wants, she would take it. She is hard working yes, but too bad that hard work is spent on trying to change people's views on fat people rather than actually losing weight.

Is unaware the jeans come in Short, Regular and Long, and tops come in XS through XL.
>> Anonymous
fat people are really fucking self-assured. it's fucking crazy but it's a fact.
>> Anonymous
>>232659

No, I'm perfectly aware. Most jeans don't come in long and any pants that aren't jeans are even harder to find in long.
>> Anonymous
That Joy bitch is pretty hot.
>> Anonymous
>>232554
Fat people don't realize that these are healthy foods. Thats why fail when they order shit like Nutrisystem because marketing says they can still eat how they are now, or other "dieting" food like 100 calorie packs.

Dumb woman apparently doesn't read medical information. For women, You're less likely to have heart disease being lazy and thin than fat and still exercising.

>>232672

Yes, that's exactly what I'm getting at.

We have many people with the "a calorie is a calorie" mindset but all calories are not treated equal.

It's sick how we have commercials about people losing weight eating "all the stuff I love! I didn't have to compromise anything but portion sizes!!"

You can't have all the stuff old stuff you love when you're trying to eat right.

Yes, but unfortunately the clothes are tailored specifically for them, to give a slim and "perfect" look, even though the average woman doesn't generally fall into that range.

Most of the time, shirts will either fall too short or not fit correctly on the shoulders. :(

>>232672
We need to start making t-shirts that read:

Hey, fatass! Want to loose weight?
Eat nothing that's processed.
Meat, fish, fruits, veggies, nuts, & oils.
Nothing from a box. Nothing low-fat.
Nothing from an ad. Nothing low-carb.
EAT REAL FOOD.
