does your weight change during the day? if so by how much and when do you weigh the most?
>> Anonymous
Yes. Your body weight can change around throughout the day by 3 to 5 pounds. You weigh the most after meals, as you have just ingested food.

You weigh the lightest in the morning, after you go to the bathroom of course.

i think he was saying that you can gain anywhere from 3-5 pounds in a day. if you eat a fucking huge ass grinder, drink a gallon of water, drink 10 beers, by night you can easily put on 5 pounds of density in your stomach and in fluid weight.

I've also found this to be somewhat interesting.
You weigh the least in the morning, naturally, or after some cardio.

I'm trying to lose weight at the moment but it's so hard to know my actual weight so I weigh myself like 10 times a day and use my lowest weight as a standard as to how much I "actually" weigh.
Every now and then I do cardio just as I wake up in the morning, and when I get back then is when i'm usually at my lightest.

weighing yourself when you wake up in the morning is pretty sweet, i usually weight 2-2.5lbs lighter right when i wake up in the morning compared to mid-day

You should try weighing yourself first thing in the morning, once a week.

I weigh a couple pounds less in the morning.

Food, water, and air all go go in and out of your body at different rates of the day and night.

Pick a time of day to weigh yourself, and BE CONSISTENT.
