Apples = sugar

There's a reason why food manufacturers use it to sweeten all their "natural" foods.
>> Anonymous
my diet consists of
bowl of cereal + fruit and honey
sammich for lunch, no mayo
healthy vegetarian dinner(mum's a vegan)

I burn about 1,000 calories every day through exercise.
Also, sometimes I get super high and eat cookies.

Does that sugar really ruin someone's diet if they're trying to lose weight?

>keep drinking water/tea/hot stuff like broth that is calorie free
>keep drinking broth that is calorie free
>drink broth
>broth

this is made of win. when i get hungry at night before bed, i make 2 cups of veggie broth and it's SO TASTY. that said, im into salty, sour, vinegar-y type tastes. sweet tooths might not find this as satisfying.

also, i have confirmed heart disease in the family so this is prob not a good idea (high sodium = high bp)

pic perfectly related, just make it like tea: just add hot water & stir

I don't ever have time to eat breakfast on weekdays.

For lunch today I had KFC...snacker sandwich, 2 chicken legs, biscuit, mashed potatoes, and cole slaw.

I'm sure it's not very healthy, but weight isn't an issue, have never gained a pound. ): Trying to eat quite a bit of food though to go along with lifting weights/pushups, not sure how much good it will do me. I just hear that you have to eat plenty and get plenty of rest along with working out.
