Hey /fit/, I'm going to start my gym membership in September but until then I wanted to just do a litle work at home. I heard working the core is good, and it will help everything else if its strong so that's what I'm looking to do.Any routines that you recommend? I've got a chin-up bar in my bedroom door and a barbell with about 20kg's of weight. I don't have a weightlifting bench but I have all the things a typical house should.I'm also going to start doing a bit of cardio and training to get more flexible. These young bones are getting far too weakened by the hours spent at the computer. Thanks everyone.
reverse crunches, bike crunches, leg raises, jackknife . . .etc, etc, google is awesome i heard.also if your hardcore DRAGONFLAG
Do some L-chin ups. Or just hang from the bar and do leg lifts
well i know about a billion people will rush in and say this but SQUATZ. yeah pretty basic, crunches of varios kinds and other things. if you only know how to sit-up then go to youtube and type in CORE WORKOUT or CRUNCHES or some shit
Learn how to do a Turkish Get Up.Do lots of them.
Thanks.I suppose pushups would be useless in working the core then?
>I don't have a weightlifting bench but I have all the things a typical house should.Spot the paradoxon
>>249266not useless, but not too useful. no reason not to do them though, DO IT.
>>249266Quit letting your dick rest on the ground and you'll feel a little different. Also, try the one armed variety for a new outlook on the pushup as a core workout.
