Can I build up my bicep/triceps (arms) just by doing press ups?

yup, when you do em for the triceps try to keep your elbows close to your body. if your elbows flare out, then you'll be working your pectorals

chicken,veggies,eggs,stuff with protein. you wont be able to get huge with pushups but you can get pretty cut up.
