Hi /fit/ i need you help please. Ok im about 5ft 7 and weigh about 8.9 stone not sure in lbs. Well i used to be able to eat quite a lot of food but my appetite seems to have vanished, im eating no where near the RDA im supposed to. I know i need to eat a lot more food but i really don't think my stomach can take that amount of food. I was wondering if maybe some of you could help me come up with a diet to try and get me eating more food, gradually increasing the amount i eat.

yes you are, basic eating plan:

3 eggs on toast (fried\poached, whatever) make sure you butter your toast thickly.
glass of milk (throw in a scoop of chocolate stuff if you're so inclined) and a banana.

Snack 1
1 chicken wrap (chicken, mountain bread, lettuce and mayonaise)

lunch:
2 grilled chicken breasts, some broccoli with lemon and some carrot sticks

snack 2:
2 lamb chops and a ham +cheese sandwich

snack 3:
2 eggs on toast, more butter:P

dinner:
400g of bbq beef 2 sausages in bread

supper:
300g of cottage cheese
that would be a very very good day, if you could eat like that.

You weigh 125lbs.

My advice is to get into a routine of 4 meals a day and maybe mix some fruit in there aswell.
