sup /fit/.

It's been about three weeks since I started changing my diet. My exercises so far have been mostly cardio, light weight lifting, and body weight exercises.

I often hear of foods/supplements packed with proteins around hear, and I know these are good for heavy lifting, but will they help me?

What kind of benefits will a high protein diet give me without a heavy lifting regimen?

In smaaaaaall amounts, it'll give you more continuous energy than a low protein diet.

If you take it like a lifter without doing any lifting, your body will do what it does with every other source of calories it doesn't use: store it as fat.
