So I've always been a very skinny, high-metabolism sort of guy. But recently I started wanting to look like something OTHER than a twig, so I started doing pushups and biking, swimming, etc. I know it doesn't bulk up much, but I'm not really thrilled by the thought of boring weightlifting. So recently, I've started noticing how WARM I always feel. Like, even when I'm wearing a T-Shirt and shorts, and sitting indoors, I still feel warm (with air conditioning and all). Even on chilly days, I can still feel the warmth (but my skin can still feel the chilliness).

Is this supposed to happen?

Its called your metabolism, faggot.

So it's a good thing?

Not if you want to get big. And you're not gonna grow bigger unless you lift weights. Consider it a blessing, your metabolism will keep melting fat while you slab on some muscle.

So the "warm" is just a sign that my body is using up stored fat energy?

Correct.
