I am looking for any info on purification fasts.

Also looking for info on muscle loss during it and how to cope/prepare.

I hear the water/lemon juice/maple syrup/cayenne pepper fast works pretty well. Most people do it for a week or so so I wouldn't worry about muscle, seeing that you can't lose what you have in only a week.
