So I work at a deli and I need to start gaining some mass (skinnyfag here), so I can then start to cut and whatnot. I get all of what I eat for free, so I've been having the same sort of stuff a lot: turkey breast with honey mustard and lettuce on whole wheat with a bag of pringles and a bottle of water.

Is this good for gaining some weight at lunchtime? Trying to get carbs and protein ... but I am just at a crappy deli.

I suggest you eat as much as you can, all the time, a long with weight training.
