/fit/, I've taken up running again recently but my knees are killing me. I'm just doing 20 min three times per week, so I doubt I'm overdoing it.

How can I make my knees happy again?

I enjoy running, so no. Dammit /fit/, if I had mentioned "toning," "squatzzzzzz," or "vaginal smell" you would have been all over this.

You just need to build stronger legs, so yes, in effect squats are the way to get there.

May I recommend SQUATZ as a way to strengthen your knees. And I'm not even kidding about this.
