Getting in Shape Anonymous
Hey guys

Me and my friend are trying to get in shape for soccer and just to get in shape. This is the "routine" we have right now

Monday

HIIT (High-intensity interval training)
2 sets of 30 crunches
2 sets of 20 push ups
3 sets of 15 squats

If you really want to get inshape for soccer or any sport just join your local running club and go to a gym.
