STRONGLIFTS 4 SRSLY Butts !!UT84wajcyM1
Ok so I'm in my 2nd week of stronglifts. Unless I missed something, the website only says to exercise once every 2 days, ie 48 hours between workouts. Can I work out every 2 days; 3 days 1 week, 4 days next week, etc? Or do I have to only do it 3 days every week?

Just do it three days a week, so if Friday is the 3rd day then you best fucking push hard to earn them 2 days rest.

Monday, wednesday, friday.

You need to let muscles recover, if you are seriously working out you don't need to do it every day.

I'd be doing it every other day. So is the consensus that even when taking every other day off, once a week you need to take 2 days off?

Exactly, I don't think you'll suffer if you take Saturday and Sunday off then come back and start over on Monday.

If your doing stronglifts right then you should get pretty wrecked anyways.
