I just recently hit a plateau with my chest and shoulders. Ive been training for two years now and Ive gained about 35 pounds. I used to be 120 and look like a skinny bitch, but now im 155 and im quite muscular. Looking back at my training logs, the amount of weight i could throw around with my bench and shoulder press has dropped considerably and ive stopped gaining weight. What do you guys recommend i do?
Rest, deload and start anew, once you feel fresh.

what do you mean rest and deload? Can you tell me exactly what to do? Take a week off or what?
