i have problems working my chest. theres little toned muscle in there, but mostly all the toned muscles are close to my arm. i want to work the area close to the centre of my rib cage (sternum?) and the flat areas, but nothing seems to be working.
oh, i go to the gym every sunday or so, but mostly its just weighting drop weights. the gym doesnt have anything like a swimming pool or punching bag, just stadiums and weights.
