Sup /fit/?

It's about time I start to lose weight... I'm 5' 5" at 150 lbs and I'm planning on dropping down to 120lbs through diet and exercise.

However, every time I start to lose a few pounds, it comes straight from my breasts. I want to continue staying on the Large side of a C cup(almost a D!). Even though I was a C at 120 lbs, the idea of being smaller makes me cringe.

Is there any particular exercises that will lessen the amount of fat stolen from my breasts in the weight loss process?

In b4 no girls on the internet.

Also, picture unrelated.

No such thing as spot reducing. Breasts, ass and thighs are where most women are prone to storing the largest amount of fat. However, if you develop your upper body it could give your boobs a "lift".

I dunno. It's hard to say. In any case, if you lift weights and do some cardio, you'll look good anyway.

Nope. You can't pick and choose where you lose fat. It's like taking a small cup of water from a big bucket of water. You will lose a cup size or two, but it's not necessarily a bad thing.

More cushion for the pushin' baby

If you did some moderate pec exercises you could probably pad up your cup size.

Working up a good pair of shoulders and improving your posture, too, will accentuate your rack.

Those in concert could keep things shored up while you slim down.

If you do arm rotation exercises, then your tits won't shrink, but if you do any torso work then you'll lose a bit of boob.

The fact you want to keep your boobs makes me a happier man.

That makes no sense.

Do pecs and trapezius. Even if you lose weight and a cup size, men won't be able to tell the difference if your pecs are strong and your breasts stick out.

The first bunch of anons are right - no such thing as spot reduction. IMO less body fat by far exceeds breast size in terms of hawtness.

OP here.

I'm disappointed to hear there isn't much I can do to protect my breasts from shrinking as I become more slim. However, I will try the few various exercises you guys suggested.

So here's another well endowed woman picture from my stash as thanks.

Something to keep in mind, the rest of you is shrinking too. Your boobs may be getting smaller, but they could actualy end up looking larger in ratio to the rest of your body.

Weight loss doesn't mean shit. Focus on health and athletic ability.
