Hi there fit.
Got a poser for you fella's.
I'm 165, 6' and I could stand to lose 10lbs and gain 15 in muscle.
My metabolism is obscene.

Materials I have to work with:
Full set of dumbbells, a weight bench, several barbells, pull up bar, 20ft vertical 1" rope climb, and ten miles of hiking trail. I can fit myself with up to an 70lb pack.


What should I be eating? How should I work out? What system might I find advantageous?
