Well, they're carbs. That's a terrible meal by itself, but if you eat meat and vegetables with it it can be quite healthy.

White noodles, no. Whole wheat noodles, in moderation.

So long as you stick to your calorie & macro nutrient restrictions, you can eat all the whole wheat noodles y'want. Hell, you can even eat the white noodles, but that isn't as healthy.
