Oi /fit/, here's a question for you. I'm going away to the Czech Republic soon, and I'm wondering what I can do to keep my regimen. There is absolutely NO WAY I can get to a gym, and I'll be there for more than a month. I know my routine would change anyways, but I don't want to drop everything and pick it back up afte ra month.

What exercises can I do without any equipment available? What do you guys do when you go on vacation?

tl;dr, how can I exercise without equipment?

Running, pushups, chinups and crunches cover just about everything.

Running makes sense, and I figured pushup and pushup variations would work too, but I'll be buggered if I know how to do a chinup without a bar.

If you can find a heavy object you can use this as a substitute for chinups and it will work just as well.

Honestly why bother with chinups. A chinup is just the fag brother of a the real man, the pullup. Find a ledge and pull (just to even it out with something that involves the thumb, get a KB/DB/BBell something) up and onto it, it's more functional that way. Handstand pushups and holds, planks, bodyweight squats, hindu/divebomber pushups, back bridges, hanging leg raises (these require a tree, two very close buildings, or two extremely high stools), knee jumps, tuck jumps, burpees, one arm pushups, gymnastic planches, v-ups, fingertip/other variation pushups. You could make a sandbag when you get there and use it, playsand is like four bucks for fifty pounds, get the materials here and then fill it there.
