glucosamine and chondroitin is what i take for my joints. ii shop at wegmans and get a 17$ jar of hard pills, i take 1 pill 3 times a day.(morning, afternoon, and before evening)>>277220 and yes it will clear up tomorrow. if you get a good nights sleep and drink alot of water (not too much) your body will fill your joints up with the nessicary bile to keep them lubricated.>>277190 vitamins can help this, or you can eat shrimp all day :P. (that is one of the surces of glucosamine). as for water, "Everyone should drink at least 1/2 ounce of water per pound of body weight per day, more if you will be exercising strenuously" from my chiropractor. it used to be "Everyone drink 64oz". i have to drink about 80-90oz a day, and i weigh about 150lb. it seems like alot, but its not really. try drinking out of a measuring cup. or a jar with measuring lines on it. this will help keep track of how much you drink. and if you ever feel like stopping running, try changing your diet. it might help you stay dedicated. i prefer vegan. cuuting out all of the bad food helps absorbtion of vitamins and minerals, and can sometimes prevent joints from being properly lubed.
