hey /fit/, sorry another muscle building question.

is there any way to maintain square shoulders whilst still working trapezius? is it possible, would it look ridiculous?? i never really liked sloped shoulders.

i'm not too good on anatomy, i'm assuming i need to work on the upper part of the deltoid, if so how would i target that?

I've decided that from this point on in my life, when I come across blatant stupidity I'll no longer refer to the source as "stupid" or "an idiot". Instead, I think I'd like to call them a "fucking asshole". It has more of an impact and it truly captures what I think of the people who spew their ignorant trash.

You're a fucking asshole.

This plan is good but I prefer clubbing them round the head with something hefty.

you mean downs.

op, if you built up your traps, you wont have sloping shoulders, you will have two-tiered shoulders.

standard deltoid raise. sit up straight, extend arms at side to lift to shoulder height, tilt weight as if pouring out a glass of water. if you don't want your traps built, don't work on them
