Dear /fit/,My current workout is not working for me anymore and I need something a little bit more organized. Currently I just do a full body workout 3 days a week. I did the research and learned that its better work a separate area of your body on lifting days.I have decided to change my workout schedule toSunday: Lower BodyMonday: HIITTuesday: Upper bodyWednesday: HIITThursday: CoreFriday: HIITSaturday:RestNow I know most of the exercises that I should be doing for upper body and lower body, although I need some pointers on the core workout. Any suggestions?
