Alongside a solid diet, how is this for a basic level of supplement intake?

ON 100% Whey (1-2Scoops) + ON Multivitamin (1-2 Tablets) + Vitamineral Green (1-2 Teaspoons in my protein shake) + Distilled Fish Oil (1 1000mg capsule).

I'm doing stronglifts 5x5 3xweek, MMA training 2xweek, and running once or twice (for the sake of training running, not for the sake of burning fat).

6ft, 162lbs.

Alongside a solid diet, 4meals a day, about 160g protein/day plus decent amounts of oatz, how much weight do you think i can expect to gain over the next, say, two months?

enjoy your liver failure and overtraining

How is this overtraining or leading to any failure?

I'm lifting MWF, doing medium cardio two days, one day of rest.

I'm eating a calorific diet, and the only supplements I'm taking are a multivitamin, a superfoods additive (absolutely no negative effects), and some fish oil.

Idiot.

....so i bumped into this topic,I'm usually over at /b/,just actually realised that there's a /fit/...aaaanyways I wanted to see your comments on my supplement regime:

4 days of gym trainings and 3 days of cardio (nowadays i usually do 2,just to stay in shape and to be ready for cutting in feb-march)

Days when I am training:1 scoop of Optimum 100%whey and 5g of EAS creatine (that's immediately when i wake up) and 2 scoops of Optimum 100%whey,5g of Optimum Glutamine powder,5g of EAS creatine,5 scoops of dextrose.

The days I am not working out:1 scoop of Optimum 100%whey and 5g of creatine when i wake up and another 5g of creatine in the middle of my working day

if this is your post wo shake then lose the multivitamin, vitamineral green, and fish oil. take these at another time with a solid meal with at least 5g fat and little to no calcium. Also, add some carbs to your shake

Multivitamin and fish oil is just after my meal in the evening.

Shake is oats, whole milk, ON whey, and some blueberries/rasperries (frozen).

Why should I seperate calcium from vitamineral green?
