I'm brand new to this HIIT stuff you're all preaching. I'm not in great shape, 6'1 230, probably 20% body fat, however I have a decent amount of muscle.... my question is this:

After I really work out hard....I FUCKING PUKE EVERYWHERE. And if I can avoid yakking, the nausea is enough to ruin my workout. Can I do anything to stop this? will it go away as i get into better shape? am i just a giant vagina?

You are clearly not anywhere near in good enough shape to do HIIT yet. Work on jogging for a few miles. Then running. Once you can run three miles in a good time, THEN you can start doing HIIT.

but you can get used ones and shit from volunteer places for like 50 dollars on up.. check craigslist and shit

But don't eat (a lot) before your HIITs.
I eat 3 hrs before my cardio and it's just fine for me :)
