Ok, some people say grippers will make your forearms bigger, some say they will not.

WHAT'S THE TRUTH?!

Grippers are used to work out your forearms.

Like any exercise designed to work out a body part, it can help to make the muscle larger provided proper nutrition and rest.

So, depending on how you implement them, and in what other conditions, will result in growth or not.

With grippers + forearm curls, I can see some definite results.

But my main reason for using grippers was to increase grip strength.

I second this, on my third pair of grippers now. Been switching them out for higher resistance as needed.
Made it a routine to use them whenever I watch TV, works wonders. Not to mention a stronger grip helps with pretty much anything in daily life aswell as other forms of training.
