Hey there, /fit/, I need a little help. I'm trying to work some weights into my cardio workout. I've been doing cardio for a while, and I can run up 9 miles. I cross-train with biking and I also do fencing, so my legs are already in pretty good shape.I basically just want to lose the gut I have and tone up a bit. Any recommendations on exercises? Pic related--these are the type of weights I have (about 50 lbs worth of weights). I have 2 of them and no other equipment and I really can't afford the gym. I'm 5'10" about 165-170lbs if that helps. Asking too much?tl;dr: I need help figuring out an exercise program where I can use just these weights. Leg exercises not needed, gotten elsewhere.
OP here... after reading what I wrote I do indeed realize how retarded it sounds. For example, I'm not trying to work weights into my cardio. I'm just trying to do some weight training.
well if your looking to tone yourself it matters what your looking to tonebut besides that just use medium weights and do alot of reps (20-30)
