if you really want to gain muscle fast then if done correctly can be very beneficial, If not done correctly can lead to muscle problems like bad cramps all the time and stuff,

Also most people i know that used it, developed stretch marks as the muscle grew too quick for the skin to keep up

creatine is a substance which naturally occurs in the body, so it itself causes no problem. the problem come when on does not stretch enough while using it. alternatively when enough water is not consumed it will make your blood hypertonic causing cramping and other things.

the only real benefit is you can push your self harder.

OP again, i was thinking of using it to give me more energy so i can do harder workout after my job. After my shift, i'm usually tired and i don't have the same amout of ebergy i usually haveand my training gets affected byt it.

there's no way your muscle is going to grow too much in that little period of time.
you can get stretch marks because the extra volume you get is water. also, the extra water contributes to extra strength.

you should take more water when taking creatine. the cramps are because you're not taking enough water.

it doesn't do miracles but it does help. the only problem is that you have less endurance and strenght after you stop taking it. at least compared to when you took it.

Also, the "CREATINE JUS CAUZEZ WATER RETENTION DURRR" is only applicable to the shit with shiny labels like Cellmass, because of the amount of sodium. Pure creatine monohydrate doesn't do this, and there have been studies done that back that up.

just follow the instructions on the box.
depends on the type of creatine you're taking.

also depends on the levels of creatine your body already produces. why not taking blood tests to check on it? may also be usefull to check on testosterone levels and other stuff.

if you can't be bothered with it just take it as the box tells you to take it. you'll only notice the effects after a week or two.
