Start in bottom position, her on the ground. Squat down and plant your feet firmly, grasping her hips and settling yourself into position. Exhale explosively while lifting her up to approximately hip-level. Thrust your hips forward, penetrating her and locking her into the top position. Now move your hips back and lower her to the ground, slowly, taking care not to arch your back at any point. Repeat ad nauseum.
