>>437940 Tabatas are basically interval exercises. HIIT in 4 minutes. What you do is do 8 sets of a certain exercise (i.e. bodyweight squats). One set is 20 seconds max effort followed by 10 seconds rest. Do that 8 times, get it? 8x30seconds = 4 minutes. You can do a tabata anything with just your bodyweight or you can add resistance.
