hey /fit/ I know this isnt necessarily what the board is for, but lately I've been getting a bit slack in my weightloss work, can anyone motivate/suggest methods of self motivation?
picture of what you want to look like, or a picture of you currently taped in front of the mirror or something. I don't personally use it but it seems like that would work
