just keep it up! I've done one 'cycle', and it doesn't matter if you look like a drunk retard doing it slow or only half the reps he does; it's amazing how much progress you'll make in about 3 weeks. I also had no pullup bar for some of the exercises, you can substitute a broom handle across two clothes dressers... if all you did was the yoga for every workout, good things would start happening. though kenpo was my favorite.,,, Peace.
