Kinda depends what you're going for, man. I'm 6'2", weigh 190, and have 9% body-fat. Poster-boy mesomorph, basically. I played rugby with guys the same height as me, but weighed 230 and were built like fucking sandbags, just straight-up dense guys. Also know guys my height who are lanky SOBs. 180, providing you have a low fat percentage, would have you pretty toned and muscled, but not bulked. What are you going for - big muscle, balance, lean and rangy?
