Hey /fit/.

I'm doing stronglifts, and on the pullups day it says 3xF.

I can only manage like 7 on the first set, 4 on the second, and maybe 2 or 3 on the third.

Should I switch to a resistance band or is this enough to generate progress on pullups for me?

Like, eating well and with a reasonably linear rate of growth how soon should I be able to do fifteen in the first set?

I think it is enough.
I'm 205lbs, first week I did 3, 3, 2,
Now I am at my third week and I did 8,5,4

Stronglifts is a retarded and worse version of starting strength.

Do starting strength with the assistance exercises.
