The fucking truth is you can eat just about anything you want as long as you keep your calories down. You don't need to eat fucking steel cut oats every day. MODERATION.
Also, recent medical studies have shown people with higher levels of saturated fat lose more weight than those with much lower levels of saturated fat.
tl;dr - Eat what the fuck you want as long as your calories are within your range. It's just fucking science.
