ITT: Personal bests/accomplishments. No matter how pathetic they may seem to others.

>What I've accomplished in the last month.

-I can do pushups. No wall-ups, no girl pushups. Real pushups.
-I ran 4 kilometers on a track last week. (I walked a lap between each kilometer)
-I can touch my toes; both standing up and while stretching my hamstrings.
-I can legitimately use freeweights at the gym (no old-man machines anymore)

***I can no longer take push my man-tits together and make my nipples touch.

I can kick off a wall to reach higher now. I've discovered so many walls, trees and other shit that I can climb all over, and it feels awesome to have enough leg strength and flexibility that I can swing a foot up to where my fingers are grabbing a ledge and pull myself up with that.

Learning to jump down from more than 7 feet without hurting myself was pretty cool too.

Parkour/freerunner, eh? I love the stuff, but I could never do it. My knees are awful.

As for accomplishments, I can bench 50 kilos 8 times on my own, 55 with some help a few times.

I ran just over 3 miles in 29 minutes a while back, after not having run since Sophomore gym class. Re-injured my knees though.

I can do many pushups. Dunno how many at once, but it's a lot. I can "thank" drumline for that, even though I fucking hated drumline. I don't think I've ever hated myself more, or people around me, than when I was in drumline.

I can also do one arm pushups, but maybe only like 1 or two.

My quads are awesome. Don't have numbers for you, but they rock. I love them.

I can do a lot of sit ups, too. 100 in one go, probably take me 2-3 minutes though I have no idea.

VJ and SLJ improving rapidly. 140 kg squat PR. Finnaly getting my weight training sorted out with some proper exercises thrown in. Made a parkour trip to Lisses that meant fucktons to me and archived some things there that I though would not be possible.

i ran 16 kilometers last friday (in a pretty good time too)

when i started out in january, i could only do 4 kilometers at a time, so the improvement is huge

Lost roughly 50 lbs. since December 330 to 280, but still need to lose.

Gone from barely running a mile in December, to running 2.5 miles 4 times a week and HIITing for 2 miles 3 times a week.

I've put on 15 pounds since January(at 147 lbs right now)

it's only like 12 lbs a month, like I said, I went to running 2 or 2.5 miles a day, plus I work out 5 times a week. So i'm pretty active now. I don't think I did it unhealthily.

If you went from 220 to 170 in four months, then it would've probably been unhealthy. But when you're starting at 330, that's not so unreasonable. When you're at a higher body fat percentage, you can more quickly lose fat.
Either way, keep active and eat a lot of small, healthy meals to boost your metabolism and you'll be fine, no matter how quickly you lose the weight.

I've gone from 195 in Jan. to 175 while maintaining most of my strength.

My conditioning is through the roof because of burpees!

I'm training for my first 5k, trying to get my numbers as low as possible.

Went from 82 kilograms to 70 kilograms. Can't remember how long it took me but probably less than a year.

83kg last summer, 72kg now.

I'm 120lbs and bench 185, on a good night 800 pushups in sets of 90. I do them very fast, then bench very slowly once every friday.

>>60620
82 sounds like a pretty healthy weight though

And yes this is an accomplishment, trying to bulk up. Strangely I don't look any heavier.

Two weeks ago, before my spring break, I weighed in at just over 200lbs and was in possibly the best condition I've ever been in over the course of my lifetime. Over the spring break, I ate as much as humanly possible during every moment that I was awake. I'm talking at least 12000 calories per day of the most unhealthy foods that I could lay my hands on. I peaked at 216lbs at the end of the spring break. A week after that, I now weigh less than I did before my spring break.

I weigh 142 and I can bench 165 8x

Trying hard to bulk up but I'm not having too much luck. Gonna buy some protein powder soon.

It's possible - I'm not that OP, but I was a WoW player. I have the stretch marks to prove it.

145lb, squat 105kg (231lb) for 6 reps just below parallel (no ATG due to crap hamstring flexibility and way my quads are structured).

Deadlift 280lb for 5 reps.
Bench 150lb for 5 reps (meh I don't care much for bench)
Clean and press 60kg (132lb).

I started with a deadlift of 132lb, squat of 100lb, bench of 50lb or something, and I also weighed 22lb lighter. Gained muscle with very little fat but I've ramped up calories alot and just pure bulking up to 190lb.
>> Anonymous
-Gained over 5kg (All muscle, have GAINED, not lost definition)
-Can bench bodyweight for reps
-Can squat bodyweight for reps
-Can deadlift fuckloads more than I expected, nearly double bodyweight
-only 10-15kg of muscle left before I try to just build strength.
