Alright, /fit/, in two weeks I'll be home from college, have a job, and buying groceries for myself. I already have a gym membership back home. I've been lifting weights all year here at college, but not quite eating right and not doing any cardio.

All that will change in two weeks. I'm willing to completely revamp my diet and workout schedule. I'm 6'1" 240 lbs, pretty muscular upperbody, very shitty lower body. I've got a lot of willpower and about the only foods I won't eat are cottage cheese and tuna.

I am a blank canvas, ready to be painted. Make me, /fit/. What is the ideal diet? What is the ideal lifting routine? What is the ideal cardio routine? Tell me what to do for the next 6 months.

tldr; tell me the perfect diet, perfect lifting, perfect cardio combination

Here's an idea, how about instead of coming here and asking your stupid vapid questions you go and actually read up on fitness, health and diet? you know, empower yourself and shit?
If you want to be healthy and fit, why don't you read about what healthy and fit people do?
