lurk here for a while. if you have a friend who does this shit, ask them to show you a few exercises. if you go to a gym, ask someone friendly-looking to show you how. if you don't, do bodyweight exercises: pushups, crunches, pull-ups. if you don't have any weights, fill up some milk jugs with sand and do suitcase squats (watch some youtube videos). mainly, though: lurk here. and stronglifts.com, bodybuilding.com, and t-nation.com.
