What does /fit/ take for energy?
I'm not talking about body building or anything.

Just vitamins and energy boosters.

I was taking hydroxycut for a while, but I stop
after six months and take a break for 3 months.
My new regimen starts At the end of this month.

As for as effects, I've heard a lot of crazy stories, like freaky nose bleeds and uncontrollable anger.

I've been taking it for about two years now, just the basic tablets, not the hardcore stuff.
When I first started it, I couldn't sleep, but I had a lot of "will" to get up and do things. On top of that, after a month of regular use, my internal clock finally adjusted and I can sleep regularly, before I could stay up for days and not know why. O_o
Also, since it contains caffeine, crash is imminent and sometimes it was really bad.

I usually drink coffee or green tea, along with keeping my calorie intake around 4000 which is usually enough to get me through the day.
If eating right, and drinking coffee or tea jsut isn't cutting it for you along with your hydroxycuts. You might wanna try a Redline. Tried it once and I felt a little bit too energetic.
