Honestly I have been at 170 lbs for about 8 months now just going to a gym 3 times a week (30-45 minutes each day) and just eating 3 square meals a day.
Breakfast: Cereal of your choice with milk of your choice.
Lunch: Pasta or sandwich with soup.
Dinner: What ever is cooking.
Once a week I do eat one meal that is "unhealthy" of fast food, but that's nothing if you can burn it off. And for dinner I really mean what ever. I have steak, potato, beans, ribs, chicken and heaps of pasta with no problem.
