I've eaten a lot less nowadays. I heard that frequent small meals help with metabolism. So I have a slice of toast + red tea in the morning. Lunch is either a sandwich or some sorta cooked dish, dinner is what ever my parents cook. I have 3 special K bars a day in between meals and they are roughly 90 calories each.
Also, I heard drinking tons of water works. Comments?
