sup /fit/?

Is there a limit to how slim you can get depending on your body type?

I've seen some women who talk about losing a lot of weight but they still look big. You know, the ones in those shitty chat shit magazines "omg I used to weigh 500lbs!", etc.

So can somebody who once weighed 300lbs ever get down to 110lbs and look slammin', or would they always look fat? Just curious.

Quoted for irony.

I wouldn't say you're right in the way you're thinking off it, but some people are just build heavy OP. You can loose the fat off the frame but if you're a guy or gal with a large frame you probably won't ever look "petite".

Thank you.

I'm sorry for the lack of direction in the original question. I just couldn't think how to word it.

I was referring to these people you see in the papers/news who lose a lot of weight but they still look larger than the average person. I was wondering if these people had given up before getting super slim or whether they were limited to be that size.

yes you can, but there is just tooo much skin left after that, so you have to do surgery for that

Yes. Some people have a heavy set bone structure or are naturally more built. That doesn't mean you can't be lean, but you're not guaranteed to fit into that size 0 dress.

Another reason BMI is retarded.
