Hey /fit/, femanon here. I just started on the Abs Diet last week and I was wondering if anyone knew of any cheap recipes that only use a microwave? I'm a college student, so I don't have many options or money here.

Abs Diet? I don't even want to know. Any diet is a bad idea. Change the way you eat forevar instead. Few options/money? Well.. too bad. Find a way.

Diet doesn't only mean temporary eating program. Diet is also the word used to refer to how YOU eat.

Well she mentioned a specific diet name though...

It's not so much a diet as it is "eat healthy and cut out the shit". It also tells you to eat about 6 smaller meals a day.

It doesn't really restrict calories or limit any food group. It just cuts out the junk and changes when you eat.

So, I dunno, in the future, mb know wtf you're talking about before you spout shit from all of your caranial orifices.

So why call it the Abs Diet if you're just going to eat how a person should eat without any specific foods/amount of? It's not the Abs Diet that cuts junk food out, it's you. Moron.

As far as I can tell all that page does is list foods that are good for you.

OP

I'm assuming most of your food is canned if you're living in the dorms. You'll just have to experiment by putting things in a microwaveable bowl and combining them in new and exciting ways. Try a spinach omelette with canned spinach or something. Put turkey and beans in a bowl and heat it up. Keep some salt and pepper on hand to make sure everything doesn't taste washed out because of the canning process.

Anyway, most of the foods in this diet can be eaten raw.

Which doesn't mean they shouldn't be cooked. Just watch out when eating canned stuff, the sodium in canned products can get ridiculously high.
