Ok fine. If you're not trolling...
Through all that shit out the window. All of it. If you're drinking some right now, then dump it down the drain. Now replace all that crap + any sugary drink (that includes sodas, fruit juices, etc.) with good ol' H2O. Yes, water is the best thing you can drink.
If you're trying to lose weight, eat your body weight x 16 in kcals. Only eat lean meats (all fishes, low fat chicken breasts, and the like), fruits, vegetables and OATS! Pair that with cardio like HIIT.
And that's only for starters. Now ask yourself, Am I willing to give up all that? If the answer is no, then go ahead and stick to your quickslim crap. But if not, then you're one step closer to living a healthy lifestyle.
