One of the key factors is you must eat 3 meals a day. Not one. And they all have to be healthy.
Try a bowl of wheat cereal with non-fat milk in the morning, a salad with real greens (not iceberg) for lunch with a low-fat dressing for lunch and then you can get your protein at night with some cod or halibut which are particularly high in protein for a fish.
If you must resort to microwave dinners, Healthy Choice does make some decent microwavable meals. They aren't too tasty, though.
