Chicken, and egg whites are a start. Tilapia, lean fish, pork loin. Quinoa is excellent as well post workout but you gotta mix a lean protein with that too anyway. Don't forget your (a great time for simple carbs) carbohydrates in general, PW. Go for a 60% carb, 30% protein, 10% fat ratio (not exact, but reasonable outcome in most meal choices for post-workout) approach.
