I'm always fucking nervous about everything.

I should be at school right now but I feel like throwing up because theres this girl I like and even the though of seeing her makes me nervous.
But its not just girls, everything makes me fucking nervous and that makes me feel ill, which makes me more nervous and its like 80% of the time and it does my head in. Sometimes I am nervous and I have no fucking idea why.

If I'm the least bit uncomfortable about a situation my nerves go off and it gets worse and worse.

Why the fuck am I so nervous all the fucking time?

Start acting on impulse. Get in fights and be noisy.

I used to be like that. Got saved and joined the Corps, so I dunno. People generally arn't as malicious as they can appear to be, no one is talking about you behind your back and when you see someone laughing and they look at you it was probably just a passing glance. Honestly though, you should hope they were laughing at you, that means they noticed you and are thinking about you. You can go from social outcast to Mr. Coolguy pretty easily if you mix it up and show that you don't give a fuck.Bottom line is it's your nature, go weight train and get roided up. You lack a focus in life so you're too busy looking around you, put yourself into sometime focus on it and you won't want to look around.

So what am I?

I'm friendly and crack jokes and stuff when people come and talk to me but I have no desire to hang out with them.

I like being alone but I'm a nice guy.

chilling the fuck out comes with age. I am 33 and nothing really bothers me. At a younger age its like the fucking quantum world, not just for you for everyone else as well. Shit I would freak out if I were there too. The best thing to do is a bit of psychology. It helped me, a lot.

When your old like me the world is a more elegant place.

I like being alone because I know it and its comfortable, i'm in control of whatever is going on but in the end I always want to be others. Always being alone allows you to more easily hold on to your identity without the pressures of social passtimes getting in your way but honestly if you're always nervous when you are out it would be highly advisable to be out and get accustomed to it. Teach your mind it's nothing to be afraid of through experience.

And you're whatever you want to be. I was a moralfag when my friends were getting high/drunk and trying to fuck each other I stayed out of the drama but that left me on that verge between friend and acquaintance; which was the best thing for me because they were mixed it with some stupid shit. If you care about others in the sense that you want them to recognize you and understand you then you will have to spend time with them. If you're like me and would rather not dress up like an asshole to express yourself then forming relationships with people is the other way they will be able to tell who you are. Otherwise like I said just learn to deal with the nervousness or overcome it.

People are going to look at you, when they do, smile back. That is how you make friends and make babies. End.

Get a job that forces you to interact with random people all day, everyday. You will ge over it in about a month, maybe three, then you can enjoy not giving a fuck about random social shit. It worked for me, I used to have a huge anxiety/internal ocd problem, I couldn't stop over analyzing everything, and having a job that forced me into the situations I hated, cleared 95% of it up.

I still freeze up around women I am interested in, but I would bet thats because my job didn't put me in that specific situation very often.

long story short, you just need to learn to stop thinking about things and live in the moment.

malnutrition can play a role in anxiety, specifically mercury poisoning (fish), or chronic lack of omega3's (ironically, from fish), or any essential fatty acid, or fat soluble related nutrition problem (your brain is pretty much entirely made of fat). Exercise will also raise androgen levels, and androgens are basically pure confidence.
