Dear /fit/ I am tired of this bullshit.

I just started my first serious workout regiment at my local gym, fullbody complete with a 15 min starting cardio and SQUATZ. Anyways I have just finished my 8th week and everytime I try and bump up my workout I get massive nausea and occasionally hardcore vomiting. Is this normal after 2 friggin months or should I go see a doctor?

I am currently a skinnyfag (140 when I started, not sure about now) but I believe I am eating right and drinking enough water throughout the day, eating 2 hours before I work out and all. The usual day goes:

-Cereal or oatmeal, PB toast on wheat and Milk with whey
-3 Slices wheat bread-turkey-cheese sandwich and fruit with milk
-Oatmeal and 4 egg sandwich, 2 yolks removed, also on wheat and milk

Then workout 2 hours later and shake if I happen to not throw up and a normal meal with chicken beef fish or pork or whatever I feel like that day.

The after effects are a serious motivation killer, I either feel sick for 15 minutes or 5 mins and mad vomiting about 10 mins after workout. Should I tough it out, don't worry about moving up in reps/weights for a while still or see a doctor?

why are you eating so light in the first place. You said you were skinny trying to bulk up. Not fat trying to cut back. Eat way more food... Its not going to kill you.

Break those meals up then. Have snacks. Eat slowly and don't drink anything until after you finish eating.

Don't eat like a mindless pig geez! No wonder you throw up if you stuff yourself with too much food at once. Try to eat a bit slower or smaller amounts but more feruqently, if you do your training program right you will be hungry and will feel the need for more food. However if you overdo it then your body will just won t be able to digest everything and when you exercise it will reject it because your body cannot handle the excess work to digest a single large amount of food and still keep you going during workout at the same time, so it simply gets rid of the excess trouble.

This starts first with the need for more oxygen for both digesting and musclework that your lungs cannot provide so you will feel nausea and if oyu push yourself too hard your body simply decides to get rid of the excess load and makes you vomit your food.

Simply put you are overstraining yourself, try to give a little more time between workout and eating and/or eat in different schedules.

If all else fails see a doctor

>Eat way more food
I think you would be to everyone's benefit if way more is defined.

smoke weed or drink.

drinking and eating go hand in hand, stop caving in and purposely puking you dumb shit, if you drink slowly to the point of being drunk, eat some food, youll sober up, drink some more to almost being drunk, eat food to make you sober, but thisll prolly kill your skinny ass, but do something similar, or just being extremely underweight and more susceptible to diseases, bone problems, and death.

I'd rather be overweight then under! thats for sure.
