>>322535 I would highly suggest you stop. Not that i go around telling people to, but knowing the side effects i hate to see people smoke. Now i will preach here casue your asking for help.
First off some facts.
Smoking causes muscle loss. The cigarettes actually accelerate the regular decay of muscles. So theres reason one.
Smoking cause sever stress on your entire cardio-vascular system. To the point of irreversable damage. This is part of your panic attacks. Your smoking is starting to cause damage to your cardio-vascular system. Cause it to "scramble", giving the sudden breathlessness, etc etc, that come with panic attacks.
I can go on and on, but thouse are the two majour things that you should be concerned about. For every year you smoke, your body takes aprox 6 months to detoxify, and reverse any of the bad effects. Now this doesn't mean everything will go back to normal. You may have caused permanent damage (the panic attacks agian) that may never be fixed. But most of smokings effects over the course of one year, can be fixed by the body, in aprox 6 months.
How do i suggest quitting? Cold turkey is the best way. Your body will immediately go into shock, and kick its own ass in getting things fixed. You'll feel and act better and healthier within the week. This is the hardest though. I suggest doing whatever it takes to quit smoking, and in a year and a half, you'll feel like a champ.
