/fit/Just how accurate are these things? I weighed myself yesterday and it reads 180. Now I weigh 182?
I went to my doctors office, had myself weighed, then went home without peeing or eating, and it was exactly the same. MINE is accurate.
i weigh myself every morning and i have differed by as much as 4lbs from day to day. It depends on how much water you are retaining, mostly. Don't sweat the small changes
>>405032Did you sweat?
If you're weighing yourself to keep track of weightloss/gain, it actually doesn't matter if it's correct or not. As long as it is continuously wrong you'll still be able to figure out the net change in weight.
