Do you use Captains of Crush hand grippers? The people who do use these swear by them at how it does wonders for the forearms, and only very few strongmen can close the #4 gripper. Here are the ratings in case you don't know.

Trainer @ 100 lb
No. 1 @ 140 lb
No. 2 @ 195 lb
No. 3 @ 280 lb
No. 4 @ 365 lb

I can finally close the #1 comfortably, I'm on my way to #2.

I have the guide and trainer
I have small hands but I can still close the trainer with both
Maybe Christmas I'll get #1

I have #1 and #2. I close #1 for 5 reps and 3 sets.

Working on #2, can close it for 1 clean rep and thats about it.

I just discovered my gym has a plate-loaded grip machine, so I think I'll work on that to work on the progressions up to #2.

Think I'll get some of these.

Then I'll train my butt crack to close the No.4 gripper.

I'm going to buy some grippers for Christmas. Where can I buy those?

Ive never heard of that particular brand, but that might be because im a eurofag. I bought similar training utilities a few weeks ago. As a poor student who prefer running to lifting, that and body-weight excersizes is the only strength training i do. Anyway, does anyone know of any training programs that i can use with those?

Ironmind makes some solid gym equipment, a bit more pricey than other gym gears in general but its solid stuff. I'll soon order their dipping belt for weighted chin and pull ups.
