So, I don't know what my BF is but at 132 lbs x 5.74 ft I guess it must be pretty low...any idea as to why I can't see my abs yet? I've been weight lifting 3 times a week for 2 months now.

either you never work your abs, or your body fat % isnt that low

Only weight lifting will not make your abs just jump out.
Do crunches and abs workout routines.
Also, for you BF, google for it.

No sodas, poptarts, high fat shit either.
Roman Chair situps, hanging leg raises.
Big Compound Moves: Deadlift, Cleans, & Squats with heavy weight.

I have a bitchin sixpack underneath my fat. I can flex and see the general outline and I eat poptarts, energy drinks, and in general trash but I do hanging leg lifts a lot and roman chair situps for muscle growth. I do one arm kettlebell roman chair pop ups for oblique focus (what you see in that gym jones pic) and it works pretty fucking awesomely.

You can be skinny but still have a belly, it's all about your genes and where they decide to store the little fat you have. It sucks, doesn't it, fat goes in one place sometimes, and it's often the last place to leave too, unfortunately.

Go low-carb.

From a bodybuilding.com sticky

"Q: I'm 5'11" and 140 pounds, and I can't get rid of this gut. Help!

A. Eating healthy, eating more, and lifting weights will correct your problem. You do not want to lose weight, you want to gain it. If you continue eating a reduced calorie diet your belly will never go away."

Q: My friend eats pizza and deep fried ice-cream all day and doesn’t lift and he is 6% bf and huge, why can’t I just do what he does? It works for him!!

A. Because he has different genetics than you. Some people are just "born beautiful". It's okay to hate them, I know I do. It's just important that you understand what works for them won't work for you, and you are going to have to work a lot harder at it than they do.

Q: Wait?? Eating more=fat loss? I don’t believe you

A. If you don't believe it, go look at 90% of anorexic people. They have puffy cheeks, terrible skin quality, and a puffy pot belly. I don't think that's how you'd like to look, I know I wouldn't.

In my opinion, it's not genetics, it's childhood. Kids who are skinny and active as kids very rarely get fat when they grow up(well, until they hit 40 that is).
