I didn't see any amazing growth using creatine. Instead of gaining 2lbs a week, I was gaining 5lbs a fortnight. And as soon as I started resting, the extra weight just started dropping off. That said, I did find that my strength increased at a rate I'd never seen before- but again, this begun to fall during non-creatine periods.
And the directions for loading/usage/rest should be written on the product.
