Sup /fit/I'll be going away on a week-long trip soon, and I'm really fucking worried that I'll lose muscle mass, after all that hard work. I'm a pretty bad hardgainer, so I figure without a proper diet I'll be burning up muscle fast.I won't be able to cook on the trip, so I thought I should take a box of protein bars with me, at the risk of looking like a gigantic faggot. Anything else I can take with me to minimize muscle catabolism?
Protein is available everywhere.Just eat meat, fish, milk etc.
Pemmican. Thats what made conquering the west possible. Should be good enough for you.or carry around MRE's, protein bars, nuts and dried fruit to snack.
Beef Jerky is your best bet, those protein bars are packed with too much sugar.
