>>66692That was helpful. Thanks.
>>66666yes. regular excercise and eating right will clear your pustule ridden face up. if you are using public equipment though be sure to wash your hands and NEVER touch your fucking face with said unwashed hands. Gym equipment is DIRTY. Also drink water. Lots of water. as well as cut down on the sugar.

>>66727Bitch don't know drinking lots of water doesn't really do shit.
>>66765Drinking lots of water is infact a way to detox your kidneys. If you have dark circles, it may be a solution to the problem.
>>66727truth. All the sweating opens up my pores and the skin gets cleaner.
Hard to say. Exercise is usually accompanied by other healthy lifestyle choices, such as eating nutritiously, drinking more water, getting some sunlight, better sleep, etc.
I had really bad acne, it cleared up when I started drinking more water. It may also have been that I was drinking less soda. But I have been eating worse, I eat fast food almost every day and my acne still went away. Just clean your face every time you use the bathroom or something, whenever your at a sink.
>>66847I noticed that when i started to exercise my acne became far less. From around 10 at a time to 1-2. Currently none. :D
OP here. I don't have acne at all - I never have done. My problem is Oily skin.
>>67482I think thats an age thing. Mine went away last year. Didnt do anything about it. And I started exercising this year.
>>67482The skin produces more oil if it's dry so to help that you need to hydrate it. get a moisturizer and get enough sun light regularly
