This is orange juice and powdered fiber.

Together they act as an appetite suppressant.

So far, I have only tried it for two days, and it has surprisingly effectively ceased my incessant snacking habits. Naturally, should I use this as a substitute for a small meal and continue my wrester's workout regimen , then weight loss could possibly follow.

My plan is to drink it for breakfast and lunch every day along with exercising two hours a day on the mat until I see significant results.

Is this a horrible idea? Picture of me in my next post.

Aka, starving yourself.

I would use it to cut down on snacking if you are looking to lose weight and just eat well with lean foods at lunch and dinner. Oats obviously for breakfast.

Keep just under 2000 calories and exersize you will lose weight.

I assume you want to lose weight btw.

I am 6' 2", and weigh about 280 pounds.

At my physical peak, I was 180 pounds. That was until my psychiatrist prescribed depakote. The medicine's appetite enhancing effects along with a prolonged slump in my conditioning caused my weight to skyrocket over the course of five months.

Ever since then, I've come off nearly all of my medication been steadily maintaining my weight at a consistent yet unhealthily high balance.

Cross country helped get my wind up, but with wrestling's intense conditioning and the lack of pharmaceutical influence, I can get back down to my natural weight.

180 was probably too light, as I starved myself to lose forty pounds to get there. Now that I'm losing the healthy way and also developing muscle, I plan to go down to a solid 210-230.

I have no idea how long this might take, but I'm ready to go the distance.

Maybe just for breakfast?

It's hard to not eat meals and still get all the vitimins and shit you need.

Just try and keep under 2000 calories by a little bit and exersize most days like i said.

I don't understand these fucking medications. My brother takes something similar to this, he is Bi-polar and it makes him eat a SHITTON. Why do certain medicines do that to people it's pretty retarded? Also just out of curiosity how bad are the cravings for food on meds like this? I was thinking of taking some medicine for one reason or another that makes your appetite go haywire and wanted to know if I would be able to control it as a very tolerant person or if it's overwhelming?

You know that feeling you get when you eat something and you're not feeling hunger pangs anymore, but you're still unsatisfied?

It's like that, except all the goddamn time.

No matter what you eat, you will crave more. If not immediately, then within an hour no matter what.

It can be pretty overwhelming, so I'm glad I'm off that shit.
