I've been dieting for two weeks and I've been doing very well. Today, though, I ate a hueg fucking burger and I feel guilty as hell. I haven't eaten anything else and I'm still incredibly full. Does guilt indicate obsession with weight?

Maybe. Stop "dieting" and just change your normal diet to something more healthy.

Enjoy your fail diet.

You wanna lose weight? Cut out all chips, soda, candies and all snacks in general.

Then, once you do that, hit the treadmill and run. Run like there is a diseased rapist chasing you.

Other then that, practice moderation. A hamburger is fine every few days, just don't stuff your gullet with 5 of them in one sitting.

A large hamburger has between 500 and 800 calories (it depends on the dressing) and at least 20 gr of pure insaturated fat.

If you want to indulge into something, you could at least buy a decent meal at a restaurant.

Guilt about a single burger indicates you're apt to waste your time on shit that doesn't matter while ignoring the big picture. Besides, burgers are delicious.
