Currently I'm using a powder called Greens & Whey. It's supposed to have a lot of nutrients that are typically neglected by people who eat nothing by protein. Tastes pretty bad though, so I don't think I'll buy it again.

Before that I was using Problend 55. It has 55g of protein per serving.

This stack works AWESOME with my crossfit workout. I was a little bit worried about creatine, but after using it for 30 days I've loaded on the fuckin muscle!!! Just gotta drink an assload of water.

So? All that needs to be done is increase quantity to compensate.

Let's say you drink a 12 oz (340g) protein shake and you're trying to get at least 50g protein.

That drink only needs to be 15% protein to accomplish this.

This is what I use, but only because it's usually the only brand I can find. But $14 for 30 servings isn't too bad.

I use EAS Myoplex shakes during my workouts and this whey protein for my pre-bedtime protein fix.
