It's complicated even further because Dad stopped smoking (YAY!), but he substituted the nicotine addiction for food addiction (BOOO). He gained a shit ton of weight and shows no signs of stopping. He used to wear a 32 in pants. Now he's up to like a 48.
Anyway, enough of my bitching. :)
I don't drink sodas. I never liked sweets, and sodas are way too sweet for me. I do, however, eat a good amount of breads and pastas, which probably are chock-full of HFCS. I never look to see, so thanks for the tip. It's something to look out for.
