While running my legs feel fine but as soon as I stop i get a really bad tingling and basically the feeling that you get after a really bad episode of your leg falling asleep where it sorta cramps up but over the whole calf muscle. Now the weird part is that it goes away when I start running again but if I stop it comes back. The intensity of the, i guess pain(its more of just weakness in all truth making it hard to move it but some pain) directly correlates to the intensity of the running, ie if i sprint for a bit and stop it takes a while before i can move my legs properly but regular running leaves me with having to wait maybe 30 seconds. So my theory on this so far is that its because of lack of water and potassium. However I have no idea how true this is. Googles is completely useless because as you can see I am having a very hard time describing it. If you need more just ask, ill try to elaborate as much as possible.tl;dr: leg hurts after running but not while running. It feels a bit like cramping with some weakness. Think its because of lack of water/potassium. What the fuck is up?pic not related
When will you faggots realize we don't need a fucking essay? Your tl;dr was adequate. Go see a doctor.
