By your measure, everything in the world is artificial.Also, that is irrelevant to whether or not it's good for you. I'm not one of those people who eats fucking dry granola and wheat grass shakes for breakfast because it comes from mother earth.
I've just done the research, and I know, from personal experience, that my body responds MUCH better to a dairy free diet, and I know dozens of people who are the same way.
And, I'm not saying that drinking milk intrinsically causes acne, because health is not like that. The biology of humans isn't really an exact science. Some things work for some people and others work for others, and we have no idea why. I'm just saying, if you have acne (or any of the other problems listed) and you've tried everything and failed, why not take a month and eliminate milk from your diet and see how it goes. Worst case scenario, you have a big appetite for all your favorite dairy. Best case, your skin improves.
