Tai chi. Is it actually a cardio workout? A stretch workout? I'd like to hear opinions based upon experience, if possible.
Reading about it seems to make it sound like an exercise for basic stretching, relaxation, and focusing. Also mystic stuff.

I'm doing it. Basically, it trains everything. Strength, Speed, Cardio, everything.

It sounds like shit, I know, I know. The philosophy is like Ultimate hardness through ultimate softness.

Does it work? Yes, it does, but it takes a while. As with any MA, a good teacher is a must, though.
