hopefully you have a good coach who will work your ass into the fucking ground. if not, enjoy your minimal progress and unmet expectations.
IF however you are lucky enough to have a total sonofabitch for a coach who rapes you via swim workouts at every opportunity, it should get easier every single time. whenever i get back into swimming it usually takes about a week of practice every day until i get my stroke/breathing set.
and don't expect to lose a shitload of weight just because you're swimming. i bet you consumed like 2300 calories today. whale.
