Creatine is one of the longest study supplements there is. There is no danger from it. It's been studied for 30 years. Also, if you take too much, or take it and dont exercise, worst case scenario is a headache, normal scenario is you piss it out.

Creatine = Able to work just a little harder to gain more muscle.
And creatine is not 'barely legal.' There is no question about its legality (its about as illegal as vitamins) and no sport, major league or olympic, bans its use.
