Hey /fit/, just posting an update. I started a thread earlier this week telling you guys how I started running, ran/walked for about 3 mile and woke up the next day sore all over.After two days of rest, I started running again today. Ran for about the same distance keeping a higher pace this time. I'm not as tired as the last time so I think I'll stick to this pace/distance until I don't get tired from it at all. (I should be able to run/walk this distance everyday without being sore as fucking hell the next day I think)Any tips/advice/recommendations for running?
