Do you want strong abs or "pretty" abs? I'm sick and bored and curiosity got the best of me so I finally looked up what this "AB-Ripper X" crap is. The last 10-15 minutes was my first and last "ab workout"
did 25 reps of everything, 50 on the ones that "hit both sides" - worked up some sweat, but it was nothing special, seems guided to the "pretty abs" type...
3 sets of 25 GHD situps takes <5 minutes and beats the hell out of that, 3 sets of 50 will leave you smoked for days at first...
tldr; do compound barbell movements and olympic lifts, supplement with GHD situps, L-sits/hangs/pullups, planks, and ab-wheel rollouts. lever/plance/flag if your fancy
