squat, clean, c&j sprints and Olympic style good mornings. srsly, hit the gym and hit it heavy, if you can find someone to coach you on weight technique go for it. In addition, look up a local community in your area and see if there are some sort of open training sessions you can join in on. Learning from others is generally a much better idea than just going at it.
Last, don't be a fucking twat, do not jump off shit you can't jump onto in the start, you 1) are not strong enough 2) Don't have the technique. Good luck
