/fit/This is my workout plan so far and I was wondering if it's alright for me.mon,wed,fri-cardio/running-strong lifts work out a or btues, thurs, sat,-ab work out-lower back exerciseI'm also trying to lose weight, I don't care if I gain muscles but I guess it wold be a nice bonus. I'm 5'7" and 195 so I want to get down to at least 170 something pounds so I want to know if this plan now is good for me?
