I need some extra $$$ atm so I took a part time job at night. It's EXTREMELY physically demanding. It's only 15-20 hours a week. Thing is, it makes it virtually impossible to go to the gym. Since I use my whole body, almost non stop, I cannot be sore. I won't be able to work and run the risk of overtraining.

It will only be for about 3-4 months, so I think I'll hit the gym on saturday mornings, do one muscle group a week, and just do calisthenics in the mornings before job #1.

Sound like a plan? any ideas?

sounds like a plan. if your job demands you to lift and carry things and exert yourself, you can lay off the gym to maybe once or twice a week. make sure you eat alot of protein though, ALOT. ive worked manual labor and i lost so much fat and water weight during those months. make sure you sleep alot after visiting the gym.
