I stopped drinking soda recently (along with cutting other things from my diet), but im wondering if this is too terribly bad for me?the ingredients seem to be all natural, but i figure there are still a fair amount of calories and i still don't know if carbonated water is bad or not.
the only liquid you should be getting calories from had better have alcohol in it. Juices aren't any better than pop, they strip it of the fiber, which is the most important part.
