IsoMass Macbet
So my friend suggested me to use this IsoMass Xtreme Gainer to add to my diet to see better results from working out. But I do not understand why I cannot just take something like Whey or Soy protein to work. Is there an advantage to using this IsoMass stuff?

Just take creatine pre/post-workout and take whey to help reach your protein goal

it's a gainer for those who need help in putting on more weight ie walking skeletons

it helps bulking, but not sure if 6' 170lbs guy needs this unless you look like a walking skeleton, whey should do it unless you want to put more pounds

Yeah thanks for the info sounds good.

as for creatine, i wouldn't suggest someone who doesn't know what a gainer is to take it. may be something you can try after couple yrs of doing it and you've hit your plateau, but till then you don't need it. if you need a boost just drink some cups of black coffee before you go in.

BOTH

It will give you extra energy during workouts by taking it before and help recover muscle faster by taking afterwards
