i go around telling people i cant help that i'm scrawny. they usually tell me to eat more food etc. I eat 4 square aday with break snacks between, and still nothing for the passed 5 years. I hired a personal trainer who swore that I wasnt eatting the right food, so I started eatting "quality" food. I quit after a year of no progress, although he did get me almost lifting double my weight (im @ 135lbs). Being Asian sucks.
