Okay /fit/ I need your help. Im 18 and currently weight 15st 7 pounds ( 98.5 kgs ) and 6ft something. I want to loose at least a stone ( 6 kilos) Only problem is that Im a vegetarian. You would think that with eating vegetables I would be quite healthy but Im not.
I have already lost a stone so far so Im loosing weight but that took like 4 months. Basically Im asking for ways to speed up my weight loss and also recipes for vegfags. Another thing is should I take protein supplements ?

1 stone really shouldnt take 4 months, you must have really half-assed it.

Get diet based protein shakes, similar to slim fast. Start doing HIIT unless you are on the "change what i eat but sit on my ass diet".
