Uh, what? There are very little B vitamins in animal products, they come almost exclusively from whole grains and vegetables.
Here's what you want in your diet for proper B vitamins: Brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole grain bran cereals, whole grain oatmeal, all types of fresh fruits and vegetables, pastas, etc. Don't get too many B vitamins, it's one thing you don't want too much of in your diet...or too little, obviously.
Don't take supplements, fuck. Just eat better you lazy twat.
