ok, so since december I've had a lump under my skin on my pubic area right above the base of my wang. And I think it's cuz I shaved there once before, and got a small cut or something. I;ve looked into it, and I think it's called a Lipoma, which is non-cancerous. Is it a lipoma, or is it cancer or some sort of tumour thing? what should I do?? It's width is smaller than a dime, and not very high. It's noticability is small as well. and it will only hurt a little of i squeeze it really hard. (pic related, it's smaller than the one in the pic)

I'm going to assume you're a teenager judging by the way you write.

Use your fingers and pinch the lump, now. Feel if it's attached to the skin, or attached to the flesh inside. It's attached to the skin, isn't it? It's dense, and hard, and too deep to pop, no?

It's probably an epidermal cyst, which is basically like acne, but deep in your skin. It's hard because the body has isolated it with a layer of keratin as a part of your natural immune response. They grow on hairy and oil skin and often emerge around puberty and early adulthood. They are very, very common. 90% of people probably have one somewhere on their body, usually on the face, armpit, or crotch - but rarely notice it. Most of the penis "lump" cases I've had turned out to be these things. Sometimes it goes away by itself, sometimes it infects and you pop it, sometimes it stays for like 40 years. But it's completely harmless.

The chances of getting a lipoma tumor on the penis is next to 0, and penile cancer has always been extremely rare.

Then again, I haven't examined you myself, so you should probably see a doctor.
