What do you think my body fat % is?

Along side my workout routine i'm doing HIIT for 15 mins 3 mornings a week. My diet is clean, low carbs and my routine is a different muscle group each day.

I suspect to shift this final bit of fat around my lower stomach I will need to keep up with the HIIT and work on my abs. Can I expect to lose 2-3lbs a week? I really want some sort of timescale I can work to. What do you think?

probobly around 12%,anything below that and you'll be seeing a visable six-pack.you look like i looked about 1 year ago,you should probobly think about putting on some muscle before losing to much more weight,or you are just going to look skinny.thats what i did anyway,and im pretty happy with my physique now

Yeah I realise I should start a clean bulk now, and pack on some muscle, but im going on holiday in 6 weeks and am desperate for a 6 pack by then, even if I will be a skinny fag. I'd rather do that then start the clean bulk when I get back.

11-12%, you'd probably have visible abs if you had any muscle

that makes sense,just remember that after a cutting phase the body has a rebound effect where it wants to put weight back on,so if you keep a clean diet with excess calories and train hard you can pack on muscle very quickly.good luck
