Hey /fit/

I was wondering. Whats the deal with peanut butter? Why do I see it recommended as a food source for people who are trying to lose weight. Isnt it sugary or something? Are some brands better then other for this purpose? Whats a good substitute for people who are allergic?

Thanks in advance.

It is very rich in nutrients, protien and healthy fats. It also has A WHOLE FUCKLOAD of calories, so you only have a little bit, like a tablespoon, and you're golden.

A good substitute? People with peanut allergies can go fuck themselves.

Fuck brands, go to the whole foods market or wherever, and use the machine to make some fresh from just plain peanuts.

Almond butter is also tasty. My brother is allergic to god damn everything

You know, /fit/ suggested I move from JIFFYLUBE peanutbutter to the organic shit, and after my first two jars, I said "Fuck this" and went back to JIFFYLUBE.

The taste was great, better than my JIFFYLUBE stuff, but the texture, dear God, that was horrible. I like my peanutbutter to be creamy, not grainy as motherfucking sand.

Is all organic/self-made peanutbutter like that, or did I just choose the two worst possible brands?
