So I need stamina tips.

I think I need more. I need to get in shape for soccer next season and I need to get even more faster.

What are your best bets? I can run a full soccer game when NOT on the wing. If I'm on the wing then by the end of the game I'm gonna have to be subbed.

get a 10 lb pair if you do this and make sure to get the soft stretchy sand filled variety (no iron bars as they will fuck with your ankle) (unless you love raw skin)... also, it's more effective to just use them during your exercise routine...

btw, that routine was one of the days for 'hell week' which was our coaches way of reconditioning us for head races after the sprints season (rowing)

a 10 mile run on T
on Th get a stationary bike and use a slightly higher resistancethan you would normally do the following in order for 5 minutes each
bike, normal pushups, bike, situps, bike, squats, bike, iron chair, bike, left leg stationary lunge (broken leg stance), bike, right leg stationary lunge (broken leg stance)

a week of this will be awesome for your stamina

That's kinda expected if you actually work hard.

I don't think I've ever played with somebody who could stay in that position for an entire game. Then again, I never played anything beyond the under 19 leagues.

op: use some common sense, if you find your stamina is lacking go out on a soccer pitch and run on the wing for 90 minutes. You can probably simulate this by running 10km a day. Picture a black man chasing you.
