Never seen this kind of thread before but what's your routine /fit/?I'm doing Starting Strength Mon-Wed-FriI also do some walking on Tuesday and Thursday to help my legs feel better. On Sundays I end up playing football/cricket/tennis with my cousins.So /fit/ what is your routine?

Doing a 3x5 Su/Tu/ThuA:Snatch, Front Squat, SOHP, PullupsB:Clean and Jerk, OH Squat, Bench, DeadliftsOn my non lifting days I do some core and neck exercises.I grapple Tu/Thu/Sat.

everyday i try to do 20 of everything that doesnt involve anything other than really light dumbells
Upper/lower body split, 4 times a week.
I do curls, situps and pushups for about five or ten minutes a day, I'm planning to move up on to weighted curls soon.
