/fit/ i am addicted to deadlifts and squats.. i do them twice a week i love them so much, i recently just squated 80kg and it felt godly, i then deadlifted 110kg for the first time to.

Start in bottom position, her on the ground. Squat down and plant your feet firmly, grasping her hips and settling yourself into position. Exhale explosively while lifting her up to approximately hip-level. Thrust your hips forward, penetrating her and locking her into the top position. Now move your hips back and lower her to the ground, slowly, taking care not to arch your back at any point. Repeat ad nauseum.

Not meaning to ruin your optimism, but squats will get fucking harder. You wont be liking them for long.

Deadlifts, on the other hand, are always fun.

i am at about 80kg right now and shit's getting really tough for the first time

for the first time i had to bail at the bottom of a rep into the safety pins--i raged hard. i had done 4 sets of 5 already and 4 reps in my last set. i was on the LAST GODDAMN REP of my stronglifts workout and i had to bail at the very bottom

my deadlift is still less than squat because i squat more often so i'm increasing the weight more often, and i don't want to increase my DL too much because of risk to my back--i'm patient that i'll get up there eventually
