i want to get into this shape.i have the frame for it, i just have no solid work out regimenti bike to school everyday, and i'm kinda in shape as it is, though i could stand to lose some flapany thoughts?

lift weights. If you're not confidant about setting yourself up a training programme, try doing a weighted circut with some dumbells at home, and work out what weight comfortably lets you do 12 reps of each excercise for 3 circuits.
