i know how much you all love wii fit, but how good is it really?
I don't own a wii and i don't plan on ever getting one. So i've never used wii fit or even seen it being used, apart from a couple of videos online.
I know that no ones gonna get fit using just wii fit but how good are the other parts of the game?
Doesn't it include parts to help with balance, flexibility and other things like that. Are those parts of it any good?

wii fit is all about balance, not about fitness. if you are looking to take a step in the direction of dancer or yoga instructor, its good for that but not much else.

overall fitness: 1/10 (its better than doing nothing)

balance training: 6/10 (so many better things to do if you realy want to train balance, but wii fit is more fun)

enjoyment from watching others play 10/10
