Been training seriously for about 6 months now and I've lost a lot of the fat around my waist area. Problem is that now whenever i lift my arm or breath in my ribs stick out quite noticeably. Is there any way I can train the muscles over my rib cage to stop them from showing up all the time because it is very ungainly. Thanks in advance

do some heavy ass deadlifts and decline dumbbell presses
