the tire was 850lbs. this was my GPP at the time during my Olympic lifting era. i would flip it to the 50yd line, rest, then flip it back, then repeat for 3-5x following my squat days.

like some do 15min on the treadmilll after the weights,

i do 15 minutes on the tire. fantastic anaerobic conditioning, full body, etc. pretty much a win.
