Sorry if this doesn't really warrant its own thread, but I'm trying to find a free exercise timer application for windows that can support different countdowns in sequence.
ex:5 mins, then 2 mins, then 30 seconds, etc...

Anyone know where I can download something like this?

Best I've found so far has been the Sweatshop timer, but it doesn't allow for different rep times, only repeats of the same rep.

how about just use a normal clock application and use simple math to countdown yourself.

I don't wanna have to look at a clock while I'm doing my reps. I want to be concentrating on the workout not on keeping time.
