if my goal is to reduce fat content and build muscle... if i replace all caloric intake with whey protein (whey protein shakes/bars), including a multivitamin, will this be sufficient? or do you believe this to be unhealthy?

i'm not a very picky eater, so i can easily get by eating nothing but whey protein.

Creatine helped me quite a bit when I wanted to put on weight. I do Whey shakes as well (and tend to toss in a Carnation Instant Breakfast for a few extra calories), but it was the Creatine that actually started helping me get results.

I use one called SizeOn. Take it right after your work out and an hour before bed on your days off.
