hi /fit/

HIIT possible on a 14ft sized trampoline? I plan on trying HIIT running but I love being on the trampoline and having one in my own backyard is a lot easier to access.

Thinking of a brief warmup with normal jumping then explosive highest possible jumps then back to moderate. switching every 45 seconds of minute.

Thoughts? How is this idea compared to HIIT running?

Funny.

I've been doing HIIT by jogging then sprinting on my trampoline.

I must say, it doesn't feel as intense as I think it should, partially because running with a bouncing effect must take away from some running.

Anyway, what you're doing seems better than doing nothing, but I'd still suggest doing HIIT on a track, or possibly try the run + sprint thing on the trampoline.
