im going on holiday soon with my new partner, im a pretty skinny guy and although i work out(mainly pullups) i need to get my stomach back in shape as ive stopped most of my sports.
what would you recommend doing, what gets the best results and the trip is coming up soon

Diet and cardio.

If you want to actually build ab strength, weighted crunches, bicycle crunches, etc all build your abs up.

you work out? pullups? what is this shit, work out for real and get a gym membership. be honest with yourself, you're just doing the pullups so you can say you do something besides sit and waste away.
