/fit/both my biceps use to be 13.5"now my right is 13" and my left is 12.5"Could it be because I quit preacher curls? diet is same.

best cure for that is dumbells, i find when doing preacher curls i lift more with my right because I'm right handed, dumbells will even things out

14.5" is my goal. I'm short so larger will look too bulky for my taste on my size.It should come when I gain 20 more lbs or so.

tri's are sweet, they make up more of the arm and people hardly train them right. it's always bi's.
ha yeah it's how everyone starts out, doing this 'mass monster' program right now, has a whole arms day so immense!

are you measuring em after weightlifting? for a while after weightlifting your muscles are "pumped" so they may be bigger than usually.also it may be that you are toning, when you tone your muscles becomes flatter.
