I have been overweight for the large majority of my life.

Now, I have been fine with that, but My doctors says one day, I am going to die, and they will have to spend 2 weeks attempting to cremate me, because they wont be able to bury me.

I dont think its a diet thing, because even though I eat alot, its healthy food (salads, grilled chicken sandwiches, extra vegies on everything)

But I dont excercise. At all. I dont mind doing activities that involve being active, but everytime I start excersise for the point of doing it, I stop and think how stupid/boring it is.

The only sport they play within 5 miles of me is Niggerball (No, not basketball, basketball doesnt involve guns and empty threats), as I live near downtown atlanta.

So what are some fun activities i can do at home?

Running, swimming, biking, walking.
It's not only about eating healthy, it's also about HOW MUCH you eat.
Eat more calories than you burn per day: you'll get fat.
Burn more calories than you eat per day: lose fat.

Try to imagine yourself in the Atlanta ghetto. You get your first look at this “six foot nigger” as you enter a clearing. He moves like a bird, lightly, bobbing his head. And you keep still because you think that maybe his visual acuity is based on movement like T-Rex, he’ll lose you if you don’t move. But no, not the nigger. You stare at him, and he just stares right back. And that’s when the attack comes. Not from the front, but from the side, from the other two nigras you didn’t even know were there. Because the nigger’s a pack hunter, you see, he uses coordinated attack patters and he is out in force today. And he shoots at you with this… a nine-mm shitty pistol, like a flash. He doesn’t bother to ruin your jugular like a lion, say… no no. He shoots at you here… or here… or maybe across the belly, spilling your intestines. The point is… you are alive when they start to rob you. So you know… try to show a little respect…

Well, what I have been doing, although it's a real pain, 200-300 cal meals, about 6 times a day, while working out most of the day. And you can do simple stuff in your house/apartment/whatever like, sit-ups, push-ups, crunches, squats, and the like. And you only have to do this like, 5 minutes at a time. Get dumbbells and just do squats and crouches and such. I've gained weight...but lost alot of my fat. So give it a try if you will. ^^
