Hey /fit/! I just got a new personal record last monday!! 5x5x150kgs in deadlift from the floor, without straps and without belt!

I'm really happy about it..

Yesterday was bench, shoulders and triceps..
And today it's Ass 2 ground squat! 5x8 or more with 100kg!

Come on guys! Lets get to the gym for a great workout!!
