I’ve been a university student for the last three and a bit years, so being short on time has never been an issue for me when I’ve wanted to prepare something tasty and nutritious if I’m feeling hungry.

I’m starting work next week. I’ve been doing the 5x5 program for about three weeks now and I really like just about everything there is to it. I’m requesting some meal (or snack) suggestions that can be prepared beforehand and brought from home. I don’t like the idea of just leaving it up to myself to buy lunch in the city. Partly because I don’t want to be wasting time on my lunch break deciding what I feel like. Partly because I don’t want to have to resort to something nasty like McD’s.

Ideally, I’m after suggestions that don’t require reheating on eating, but I’ll take whatever I can get.
