Well you don't even have legs or a head, so i'd imagine you dont weigh that much to begin with.

We can't tell because you never posted height, weight etc.. Even then its not accurate to guess, you can have 2 people of the same height & weight and be completely different. Your main concern is body fat %, buy some digital calipers and measure it.

hey OP i use to look exactly like you.

I mainly eat raw fruit and veggies now, ride for 1 hour on my fixed gear bicycle every morning and do tabata training after my ride. Its amazing how quickly you can lose weight.

Thats ok if you dont have a bike, just replace it with any other sort of cardio!

For example I started out with running, but ended up injuring my tibias because I was going too hard, and mainly running up and down steep hills (I live in a mountainous area). You just have to start off slow and get some decent running shoes (another mistake that I originally made, I got some crap ones from the local sports store, which did more harm than good)

Dont let my bad experience with running discourage you, I found running to be very rewarding in the long run. The first few times you go, your lungs will feel like they are on fire and you will want to throw up, but you just have to keep at it. Perhaps run for 30 mins a day throughout the week and then let your legs rest on the weekends?

Hahaha you would be surprised how many people in North America do not have bikes. The main consensus I have gotten from people is that it is too difficult to bike long distances (and by long distances they mean short trips like under 10 k hahahaha). Damn alot of people are lazy

Like good lord, I ride 60 km a day round trip going to work. On weekends I ride 80 km round trip going to visit my girlfriend in another city. I guess thats a little excessive for the fat lazy folk, but 10 km is not that difficult, its not like people have to be going full tilt the entire time.
