I want this build. What kind of workout schedule should I follow to get it?

Currently 163 5'10" BMI 14% according to my shitty scale BMI reader thing.

You won't necessarily get Brad Pitt's physique. Depends on some factors:

Are you trying to gain mass? Get definition (like his abs)? Or gain maximum strength? Depending on which of these three phases you want, your rest intervals, # of reps, # sets will vary enough to matter.

In case anybody is wondering, crunches and the like pretty much aren't necessary. If you're doing a fair amount of cardio and otherwise cutting fat in general, your abs will naturally show through.

Brad Pitt is an ectomorphic. Don't try and get his body type unless you're ecto, cause it won't work.

Just do cardio, and work your shoulder and arms. Big shoulders gives the appearance of being big.

Of course cutting fat and doing cardio will make your abs show. But to get hard, really well defined abs like his, you really should add some core exercises to your routine. Maybe he didn't have to, but the average Joe reading this should definitely do a variety of crunches along with the rest of the Brad Pitt workout. You'll probably see results faster, plus you'll be strengthening your stomach and lower back, which is always important.
