9:45. ~2 cups of dried fruit and nut medley. ~1.5 cups of plain spinach

~12:10. PB+J sandwich on whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter and organic preserves. Protein bar (30g)

~3:00. 2lb of roast beef.

WORKOUT

~7:00. about half a chicken.

~10 (whenever I go to bed) glass of milk.
