My guess would be: Because of your (I presume you have been cutting) healthier way of life you eat less, regardless of what you eat. These cheat weeks have boosted your metabolism up a bit. You will probably stop losing fat and maybe gaining some back once your body adapts do the junkfood again..
Just guessing tho, but when I was cutting I had the same thing, I could just give up for a week and eat more or less unhealthy stuff while still losing a bit of weight.
