hey /fit/ i am 186 lbs. and about 5'10 i am a pretty good athlete, and also very strong compared to others on my lacrosse team. But my strength to weight ratio seems very far off. And I am wondering what I can do to build it up so I can completely control myself and support my body weight appropriatly. My metabolism is also very slow and I have seem to been taking very little shits at a time and always feel constipated, and sometimes my poop is green, but i dont eat anything with that blue dye in it, i know its gross but it is sort of worrying metl;dr i am athletic and very strong, but need to have a better strength to weight ratio/ my poop is green and i am always constipated. any help with either subjects is appreciatedPS: it might be my diet but not sure
