sup /fit/,I used the exercise bike yesterday. My heart beat went up to 194bpm while doing HIIT. I was sweating a lot.I'm not fat, 5'8'' 165lbs, just out of shape. Is 190bpm okay? If I try to aim for 150bpm, I will have to go slower. Is this still an effective workout?
My HR often hits 180+bpm when I do HIIT, that's what it's supposed to do.Where are you getting 150bpm from? Do you know what HIIT is?
