After having to go back to college, I stopped running on a regular basis on the treadmill. It's been two months since I last ran and I'm thinking about starting again. Luckily, I managed to maintain my weight since then. Before I stopped, I got to a point where I could run a 7:30 minute mile (8mph) without stopping and could pretty much run forever at a pace of 6mph. How bad I have I fucked up my body by taking that two month break.. Will all the progress I did pretty much go away once I start again. How long does it take to lose that endurance I had built up?

lol..god why are you so paranoid? Get on the treadmill. Of course you won't be able to run as fast as you did but give it a few weeks and you'll be right back to where you were. You're acting like you're racing for a gold medal here and are terrified you lost the 1 second advantage over your competitors.
