Running outside is not really an option for this time of year. A few times it got below -50C with windchill during the day, so I don't like going outside.Anyways, are rowers good too?
>>446900eh, looking at the rowers i'm not so sure I want to risk a back injury since I've had dislocated vertebrae before.
>>446844hey dickfart, you can change the resistance on an elliptical trainer and in some models you can adjust the ramp.
I did a ramping routine with power setting @ 15 of a machine max of 20. According to the machine I burned 600 calories.
>>446950according to my machine yuor a fagot.
>>447006Wow, you guys are so nice
I just run in place. costs a lot less.
>>447732LOL

Elliptical, because needing to add resistance to your cardio means you're a fucking weak faggot.
a real bike
>>447745wait what?i thought having no resistance implied weakness
>>447834Keep your resistance training and your cardio separate.
