How does /fit/ make sure to eat healthy? Some days I can do it, other days I can't. IMO the easiest way to keep oneself from eating junk food is to just make sure you don't have any in your house, but that's not a possibility for me, since there's always junk food around for my siblings/parents to eat, and people get mad when I throw things out. Unfortunately, I don't have the energy and willpower to constantly deprive myself of tasty, unhealthy shit. Any suggestions?

Everytime you do, look at the ingredients, and consider how much better off you'd be with something else.

Decrease your stress by choosing ways other than eating unhealthy food such as exercising or something you already enjoy doing that is healthy for you. It's very important that you choose an alternative because if you don't, stress is just going to accumulate until you give into your temptation, and consume junkfood.

Also, be sure to reward yourself when you forego opportunities to eat junkfood.

If you're addicted, you probably can't just quit instantaneously. You'll need to gradually decrease your intake of junkfood over a period of time.
