What's wrong with your current workout? What are you looking to accomplish?
If you think you need more protein in your diet, whey is a great source. A popular brand around here (which I buy too) is Optimum Nutrition - you can get it all sorts of places, including Amazon (I like their 'all natural' kind, it has no sucralose, and is sweet enough already). You wouldn't need more than 1 or two scoops a day unless you're trying to get huge, which I highly doubt.
