hey /fit/I'm 6'1 and weigh 15 stone which I actually carry quite well as I have broad shoulders and a sort of rugby player build. I do however have a beer gut (from all the beer i drink, i do mostly eat healthy otherwise) and slight moobs which need to be addressed.The gym I go to is full of steg-heads and the staff are no good whatsoever. I tend to go twice a week after work, i can't go more because of other commitments with family etcMost routines on the net are designed for people who want to become marathon runners etc but I just want to lose a bit of weight.Does anyone have an suggestiosn for maybe a 45-60 minute rota i can follow?pic is an example of the sort of individuals who frequent my gym
