Yo /fit/,

Since I've been working out starting about a year ago I've started getting acne, having better sex, getting pissed off instead of sad, and generally have begun to study better as well.

What are your experiences with fitness in regard to mental wellness, testosterone levels, and skin irritation?

Basically the same. I never had a pimple in my adult life until I started lifting again, now my skin is oily and I have to be careful to take better care of it. Went from wanting sex once or twice a week to being horny constantly.

Also I managed to accidentally cut my finger to the bone at work, right where the barbell fits into the crook of my fingers, so I had to stop lifting for a while, and I got extremely depressed.

I'm a bit more happier during the day, but sometimes I worry myself about things while I lay in bed.
I also have a lot of energy which is a good thing in the day, but bad during the night since it gets hard to sleep (So I worry about things as I lay there).Any tips on how to fall asleep quickly?
My skin is pretty good, I used to have some bad acne long time ago.
I'm not really that horny, but haven't really been before working out anyways.

Weightlifting made me horny. So, once I stuck my dick in the hole in an iron plate and it became all engorged and stuck inside. Paramedics had to be called. It was humiliating.

Mmm... Trent Reznor.

I'm a girl, and I have to say, lifting weights makes me really horny. I'm not a power lifter or anything, but I think that slight boost in testosterone is what gets me. Fuck.....I'd fuck trent.

Weightlifting and exercise relieve depression amazingly. In fact it's the only thing that works. I had at one point the highest prescribed possible dosage of zoloft and it didn't do shit for me.

Nothing changed. I used to bench 60 pounds now I bench 185 in a year and a half, I still weigh 120.

It's not that amazing. When you began you were afraid to go heavy. Now you go heavy, but you lift with your back. So you didn't made progress at all.

I feel like a fucking champ, after nearly killing myself.

SQUATS! changed my outlook on life. Now I know that I am limited only by myself.

Im hoping to become an strongman at some point, hopefully before I hit 30. 2 years to go. how fucking cool would that be? oh, and combined with my charm and c & F, Id be landing hot babes left right and centre.

tl;dr: lifting gets you boning babes.

Uh, you mean by tucking the shoulder blades in together? That's supposed to be done.

It's killed my energy level. I'm just tired most of the time now.

You're not eating properly, then. You should be having more energy.

Trent Reznor is a great example of better mood being related to working out. He's off heroine and doesn't binge drink.
His music around the time he started working out (Year Zero- 2006/2007) is a much better than after he stopped doing drugs and was just mopey all the time (With Teeth- 2004/2005).
The 90's while he was young and doping up was his greatest artistic period IMO, but now that he's reached mid-age working out seems to have helped his music.

moar weight = moar testosterone = moar muscle = moar weight

I'm addicted to lifting. Late at night when im browsing the net i have a deep desire to do french or bench presses, sometimes squats. Muscles just feel like they need to be doing something.
