So yesterday I worked out and forgot to warm up. Today I'm extremely sore. Does warming up and cooling down make a big difference in soreness? Any other tips appreciated.
Always stretch before and after. Proper stretching too.

Big difference. HUGE difference.
not really, especially not if you pre-workout supplement and pump the fuck out of your muscles, in which case they will be sore for days. the stretching will only make your penis harder.
