Fiber, and lots of it. But only 25 mgs a day.
Start buying Kashi brand cereal, and Fiber one bars. If you dont like the taste then you can get tablets of fiber, just pop 1 or 2 a day.
Also, yeah water is good too. Alot of people when they are thirsty they mistake it for hunger, and they eat more. So yeah, drop sodas if you haven't already, and drink a shitload of water.
