Ok so I recently just had open heart surgery (for the second time ><). Anyways, for about two months I have not been able to do anything. After this check-up in about a week, I will be o.k.'d to get back to sports/general exercise. Since I have been so lazy, I'd like recommendations for how to get back into shape. Obviously I need to work on cardio but would just like to burn a little fat as well. Fifteen Pounds are not my friend.pic: my post-surgery face

Bike yea ok, but start by walking first.Then work your way up to POWER WALKING! and so on.
