I did for several months, but then I hurt my knee and since then I can't do it more than 15 minutes anymore. Pity, I lost 20 pounds in 2 months just doing DDR (and eating healthy) and haven't regained them yet.

in any case, when you're not using the bar,it's like tap dancing... on any high difficulty song you're hitting the pad between 5 and 20 times per second...
a leg weighs ~10 kilos
.5 meter movement per step

i don't care to calculate energy expenditure right now, but i can say that in an average day, i'll probably 30-45 minutes consecutive... sound halfway decent?
