Evening /fit/, I was just wondering what's superior of 5x5 sets and 3x10 sets? Does 5x5 bulk you up more and give you more strenght? And does 3x10 give you far more endurance and bulking aswell?

For max curlz gain: do 3 x 10, then 5 x 5, then 3 x 10 again. Then flex and look at yourself in the mirror. Fap vigorously if you need to. Round off with another 3x10, then just FUCKING KILL YOURSELF FAGGOT.
