Hey /fit/, whats a decent double day routine???

Cause its summer I have more time and energy than I know what do with.

My regular routine I start around 1:30 and finish around 3 which is either: chest+tri's,back+bi's,shoulders+light legs, or heavy legs. Core is every other day and cardio I alternate between run, bike, swim every day for 35 to 45 minutes.

Since I have extra time from 6pm on, what should I do? Just condense my routine through the week?

Pic unrelated, Im a guy, but she is hotter than hell.

add some yoga..limberness is pretty awesome and it's great for the mind too. besides the limberness, helps circulation and holding it for the recommended amount of time(3 minutes minimum I belive) can be more challenging than it sounds on some of the poses. may not sound like a lot, but if you do a dozen poses at 3-5 minutes each it can take 45 minutes to an hour up pretty fast. the breathing techniques are particularly worth looking into, good stuff.
