I've recently been feeling burned out and unable to concentrate since i switched up my diet. Going with the High Protein, High Fat Low carbs (with two days a week of low fat high carb) diet recommended at http://www.musclehack.com/ . I can feel the results in the gym, but its messing me up a little at work.

So /fit/ what can i eat or drink that can increase my brain powah and concentration?

It is a carb cycling diet.
In the gym it's been paying off, but i got a day job too:-)
Maybe i need more rest.
