This is the diet I intend to use starting next week:
Morning: Whole wheat PB&J, some milk, Centrum.
Workout: (stronglifts)
Post-Workout: Scrambled Eggs w/ sausage + milk
Lunch: Tuna Salad on Whole Wheat with Lettuce and Tomato (only 3 times a week max). OR Cheeseburger. Water to drink.
Snack: Yogurt/Milk with Banana/Apple/other fruit
Dinner: Cheeseburger, Grilled Chicken or Assorted Meats on whole wheat. Water to drink.
Swimming for half an hour.
Snack: Yogurt/Milk with some fruit.

Is this good /fit/?
I don't have any whey.
