I'm eating 20% kcal below my maintenance but I never feel hungry, except a little bit when I just woke up.I'm on a 30 Cho 40 Pro 30 Fat (35 Cho on workout days) diet, 6 meals a day, carbo refeed every fourth day.Isn't one supposed to feel hungry when cutting?
