Sleep.

How do you force yourself to get enough of it? I know that I'm basically killing myself with my schedule (I sleep like 4 hours in the night and get a 30min nap in the day.)

Had the same problem. Almost got hooked to sleeping pills.

Lately it's completely fine. I've been using Kava Kava and sleepy-time tea before bed, and not to mention all the exercise I've been getting. Puts me right to sleep, whereas before, I was awake three hours after I pillowed my poor head. Too much thinking, too much energy not used properly.

Say you have to do shit from 8am to 6pm. Yet you sleep at 2-4am in the morning and you get sleepy at around 1-3pm.

Stay awake for an entire day until it is atleast 7-9pm and then sleep. Say you wake up at 6am, youll have slept for 9-11 hours and at 9pm youll have been awake for 15hours and youll be tired as hell.

PS: Stay the fuck up till its 8-9pm and dont sleep in the afternoon.

Your body can survive indefinitely on your 4.5 hours sleep a day, that said even an extra 30 min would be a big help. Go for a shit in the morning and have a nap on the toilet for a bit.
