ok /fit/ its question time, i need a exercise routine, im 180cm tall, 5'9 it think that is, im 70kgs, my BMI is 21.3, i can sorta see a six pack lol but it needs alot of work and my arms arnt very big, i just wanna work on abs, pecs and arms for now, i heard just doing push ups and crunchs is the way to go, but i mean how many do i do?? what should i start off at, i seriously have no idea...

ok im a noob to /fit/ i apologize, i want to know how many push ups, crunches and squats i have to do a day, ( skipping a day or 2 to let the muscle relax ) in order to get a nice physique, nice abs and pecs and bigger arms? that make things easier?

you're doing it all wrong. read this for a routine:

having strong arms, but not a strong back or strong legs is like putting an artillery cannon in a canoe.

also, if you only work your chest and not your back you will start to look like a hunchback. you need to exercise all your muscles. don't say that you just want to work on some of them.

as for getting a six-pack. that's mostly a matter of having low body fat.
