I have this DVD and it claims that you can lose 10 lbs in a month doing a 20 minute cardio workout every day.Does /fit/ think this is possible in one month? (inlcuding sensible diet of course.) I am female 5' 7" 150 lbs.

You can lose 10lb in a month without even doing the video, its called water weight. Drop the stupid fucking videos and do a proper workout.
