just get some cheap monohydrate powder, i use it, and im still on my 1kg jug i got a year ago. just like 3 - 5 g a day i dunno. i forgot to take it today but whatever.
and i can guarantee that im stronger than 95% of /fit/fags.
most people who have tons of supplements are weak and dont put in the barbell work to warrant that much supplementation.
protein powder + creatine monohydrate all you need. in terms of sports supplements none of that NO shit or CEE hypershit whatever the fuck it is. just fuckin eat more.
im about 185 5"10 with a 6 pack, quite strong. and right now i dont even use protein poweder. my PWO shake is a small carton of egg whites mixed with dextrose. if i remember to ill take creatine. i use no other supplements. all you need is to eat good and work HARD
