Okay /fit/, for the past 2 years i've been gaining weight because i'm not doing exercise. Right now my measures are about 6"2 (1.88m) and about 215 pounds (105kg). I just started some cardio this last week, been running for about 20 mins, and walking up to 1 hour.
Im here looking for advise on what should i do to lose weight faster. Also any exercises i could do from my house are welcome.

I think push-ups are an excellent exercise to do at home, and you should also consider doing some sit-ups

It's all about lifestyle. Eat healthier, eat less and exercise daily. If you do intense cardio (that is intense for your own level) for an hour every day, even if you don't lose weight, you'll perform better each time and eventually you'll lose weight.

What i want is to lose up to 20 pounds from today to dec. Im already eating less, i take two fruits to the office to have something to eat. My main meal are nowadays something like salads or fish. My main problems would be what to have for breakfast and dinner to help me lose weight but also dont feel the need to eat crap later.

Op healthy weight loss is a slow process. I lost 87 lb in 6 months and now I have the metabolism of 50 year old (my doctor told me this)...Seriously go slow, and make it a lifetime of change...not a couple of months things
