OP here, I should say I did 4 reps, trying to speed up each time.
if i dont have time to go to the gym i just do a few quick sessions of heavy bag and jump rope, maybe some pushups
Would this be a good routine to do 4 times a day in between lurking sessions? Something to keep the heart pumping through the day?
>>301825I'd think so. I'm no professional or something but it sure as hell had my heart going. I have long ass days, and I usually just work out when I get home so I don't sleep in class as much, though.
