ok, i'll post some general advice that will work, if you weren't a sack of shit.

spread your meals out throughout the day, 6-8 meals/day
eat 40/40/20. Get healthy fats. Stay away from non fat shit.
Exercise

You can take your tone and defined legs and shove them up your ass, faggot. Have fun doing low weight for high reps and making tons of progress. You're still an e-thug on the tubes and you've proven from your posts that you're a retard.

use some of the advice here

do cardio a lot, weight training a little

eat less, because through the laws of thermodynamics, if you have bitch tits and a gut, then you're eating too much, period

also it will take you 2 years at least to get back to having a 6-pack

meh.

the key to loosing weight is going to be watching the insulin index of your food and engaging in activity that uses surplus calories. this can be as involved as you want it to be.

in brief simple terms, insulin index is a measure of the insulin response a food creates in your body. insulin is secreted in order to deal with blood sugar; the more blood sugar, the more insulin. the more insulin over time, the more you get desensitised and the more your body has to secrete. and the more prone your body becomes to fat storage. that way lies diabetes.

so, increase insulin sensitivity through diet and exercise, and use excess calories through exercise. you can find lists of appropriate foods online if you look. activity will depend on personal choice but i think resistance training is best. maybe take up a sport.

When doing cardio, which is an extremely good idea, doing go hardcore running "IMA GONNA RUN TILL EYES PUKE!" You actually need to go at a slower pace, like a brisk power walk or maybe slightly lower, to burn fat. Running all out just tones your muscles for endurance more than burns fat. Slow and steady wins the race. Also keep in mind that you will have to walk/slow-jog for a longer period of time to get the results you want. Don't go for sit ups when your goal is a flat stomach, that's a common misconception called spot reducing or something like that but it's not true. When your body uses fat for energy, it doesn't just use it from the area that is currently being worked.

yeeeeahhh, not really. total caloric expenditure will determine 'fat burning', which is a fucking stupid idea to begin with. sprinting will put you much deeper into a catabolic state with a longer recovery time than steady state cardio. trick is, if the op is out of condition the op shouldn't go anywhere near running for a long time. they'll just fuck themselves up. swimming, walking or cycling to mop up excess and fuck yeah, free weights.
