Soup /fit/,My exam period has just finished, and it appears I've finally hit the age and lifestyle state where if I don't look after myself, I'll actually gain weight!Anywho, I'm 21 and put on 5kgs (11 pounds) over the past couple of months (current weight: 70kg, bf%=10.7) and am a little too close to where people start noticing you've put on some fat(it has gathered around my stomach :( ). So I want to lose the fat. I also used to go to the gym alot a year or so back and would like to get my physical strength back.I've decided to do something about it, but I'm not sure what to do about weightloss. I know how to get muscle, I remember much of what I used to do... but how does weightloss work?tl;dr: What are the general ways to lose weight?n.b.
