Hai guise.

So like, i've been chubby since i was around 8 years old or something around that, and right now i'm overweight by around 20 pounds, and i'm weighing around 180 pounds for a height of 5'8" or around that.

I eat healthy for one, but i'm lazy as shit and i'm constipated. Since you're all wise and shit about how to eventually end up looking like the members of Manowar, i wanted to know what would be a good exercise routine, or sports or anything like that.

Oh, and i'm starting to do a small excercise routine composed of some warm ups for the whole body, then some sit ups and push ups and going up and down the stairs of my building twice, which are 19 floors, but it's just been two days that i've been doing it and i'm sore as fuck, so i'd like some suggestions about that part as well, if you want.

In general, any advice on how to quit being a fatty through excercise will do.
