Basically I guess what I'm asking is: 1800 calories a day or so from protein powder based drinks - any muscle loss? How does fat loss progress? Negatives? Positives?
I'm somewhat skeptical of it all already, but want to cut 28lbs as soon as possible. I'd love 8 weeks, but I know more "responsible" fat loss would be 14 weeks or so. So I want to use velocity, if it works, to get a jump start and maybe hit my goal around 10 or 11 weeks.
