i need cardio workouts i can do in a fairly small space such as a bedroom or the tv room that doesnt require any equipment.

i do pushups and sit ups and leg lifts and squats and such for strength, but im not sure what to do for cardio to burn fat.
ive got good stomache muscles but they are covered in about a half inch of fat and im trying to burn that off. suggestions? cardio workouts?

Wise anon. Step is easily one of the most intense workouts I've done, cardio wise. It'd even be wise to invest in an actual step with risers--as soon as it gets easy, toss a few risers under it.
