stop fucking eating that much...not that goddamn difficult....get off your lardass and walk for a start, eat fruits and vegetables, 1 fucking bowl of cereal and not coco pops idiot, supplemented with fruits...small meals over the day.
no fucking chocolate or shitty snacks. easiest thing to do is go all natural, no packaged shit, can't mess that up a lot if you stick to it...
if you're a vegetarian eat tofu, beans, cheese, peanut butter, rice and other stuff like that to make sure you get protein, whole wheat bread, no butter if you can. portion size is also a big deal. for a start take what you used to eat and cut it in half, you'll see results immediately.
if you're a basement dweller play something like wii or ddr, just do something to get moving until you start loosing, then go and get some fresh fucking air.
