Went out running today for the first time in like a month (I rarely run because 1. i suck at it (been working on POSE method for a few months here and there) 2. my calves are fucking destroyed every time 3. i suck at it a lot)well anyways, it could be just because I never run (i row a lot on a c2 and do some biking, but most of my cardio comes from circuit training and (hiit on climbing walls/airdyne/kettlebells/barbell lifting).but holy shit i ran today, was fine for about the first 15 minutes which was all uphill, then going down hill my fucking core muscles started to disown me and begin to feel like i just did 50 weight situps at 45# in 2 minutes. needless to say it started impairing my breathing (maybe it was my diaphragm?) and i had to slow down considerbly because i couldn't breathe that much.anyways i ate a 241 calorie youbar @ 19g far 13g carb 10g protein about 25-30 minutes before, was that my problem?
forgot to mention i was fine after like 2-3 minutes of a slower pace and when i was done running downhill and was on flat ground
