Hey /fit/ I finally moved off the machine weights thanks to this board but now i have a problem. I prefer to do dumbbell lifts as there more doable without a spotter but I dont really know any lifts so I'm curious what lifts /fit/ does other than the basic bench, squat, and deadlift.

decline bench, incline bench, military press, chest flys, shoulder flys, barbell row, skull crushers, shoulder disco, plate lifts, etc. check google like the man said.
