a rariety now a days. when ever i go back home-home, i get to use a full stocked OL gym in a HS. it is the most streamlined, logically transitioned movements you can do in the gym...each flows into the next, not 1 'warmup' even needed as they fit so well.
in it, i go to town, where all lifts are about snatches on the OL Lifts, 3-5 sets, 3-1 reps on the pulls, 3-4 sets, 3-5 reps.
