Try to make dinner in bulk. For example, get some lasagna noodles, sauce, brocili, spinach, cheese and make a big dish. Should last you several dinners. Enchiladas- Tortillas, rice, beans, corn, (meat), sauce, oven, dinner Burritos-Rice, beans, meat, cheese, lettuce, etc. Baked potato, some chicken, side of vegetables and rice. Peanut butter and jelly.
Eating well is easy and inexpensive. Just requires that you set aside ~30 minutes a few days a week to make some dinner.
