I know its really really not healthy but I do need to lose weight so I have created the cocaine diet.

I went grocery shopping and bought nothing but salads, some yogurt, potato wedges, fruits. I admit I'm an emotional eater. I eat when I'm bored or depressed, but mostly bored. I also bought half a gram cocaine. I do a line in the morning after a small bowl of granola cereal so my hunger cravings are kept at bay till lunch when I have a salad. Then I do half a line in the afternoon so I'm still not hungry yet have enough energy to go for my walk/jogs in the evening then come home and have a couple potato wedges and some fruit and call it a night. Been doing it for 2 days and so far lost 4 pounds.

But have decided to eat a bit more during the day, more fruits and granola snacks throughout the day and yogurt to cure the sweet tooth fix. What can I eat to make sure I'm getting all the vitamins I need without consuming copious amounts of food?

Also I don't eat a lot of meat anymore. Mostly just grilled chicken in salad if anything. So I guess I'm wondering what foods will benefit me the most.

I really honestly don't see the difference between taking substances for weight loss whether it be diet pills, steroids, whatever else is out there. I'm not broke, or selling my shit to get it. As fucked up as it sounds, I treat it like medicinal use. I'm sorry I can't be so obsessed and think about fitness 24/7 and wonder if my bicep gained 1/9 inch hailing a cab. Not posting here to see where your morals stand, just looking for tips on healthy eating.

I do stay on the same dose, I don't go any higher. If anything I try to do the least amount as possible, I just need it to stop food cravings. If I do still get a lil hungry I don't bother doing more, I just grab an orange or banana.

I actually did eat a lot of eggs for awhile before this but I stopped cause I thought eggs had a lot of cholesterol in them no?

You need more food. Including more calories. Plenty of vegs is a good idea. Look at the calorie content, most vegs are really low anyway.

It won't work for long-term weight loss. If you use coke for a sustained amount of time, your metabolism crashes when you eventually withdraw. Happened to me. Gained 30 pounds.

Also, OP, for the love of god, do not share straws. I found out that my old coke buddies all have Hepatitis C. I'm too scared to get tested.

You dipshit, don't use coke to stop your food cravings. Use some WILL POWER. Try eating more oatmeal, it's pretty slow digesting so it'll last you a good time.
