How is it possible to not have a lot of muscle mass, yet still lift a shitload? For example, Allyson Felix can dead-lift 360 pounds and power-clean 150, yet only weighs 125 lbs. Defies logic and physics if you ask me... o_O. Discuss please.
Having a shit load of muscles doesn't mean you lift alot, infact most olympic lifters and gymnist lift more than their own body weight and they aren't as big as arnold.
Form is everything in competitive lifting. WIth lots of practice and perfect form you can lift serious weight.

If you do 8-12 reps you will get more (sarcoplasmic hypertrophy) muscle mass, but not necessarily the same gains in strength.I apologize if I just butchered that.
