Abs Anonymous
So guys, i know you get abdominal questions alot but..
I am 10% bodyfat at the moment, starting today at the gym ALL i'm going to do is Cardio, Crunches and leg raises.

If i don't eat TOO much, how long will it take my goal AT LEAST visible abs?
Btw at the moment i have near to no sign of any abs

depends on how much cardio you do and how much you eat.

At 15% BF my abs are still visible, either you must be a shit with no muscles, or you must be fatter than you think

If you really have 10% bodyfat (which you probably don't) and have no abs simply because they've never been trained then they should start to become visible in 2 weeks or so. It will take significantly longer to get XBOX abs.

But you shouldn't just do crunches and leg raises. Building bigger muscles requires lifting heavy weights. See if you can't get yourself a weighted ab exercise that you can't do over 9000 of to through in there.

Also, it sounds like you never worked your core muscles before, so its going to take some time before they're developed. You should focus on deadlifts, and front squats.

Like others said, train your abs with weight. Do some deadlifts and read up on training.
