i cant sleep. any techniques how i could improve my sleeping?

Can't do that. I sometimes work from noon to 9pm, sometimes 6pm to 1am and everything in between. Also 3 days a week I have early uni. I just can't keep a steady sleeping routine.
Am I fucked now?

...Don't be an ass, of course walking is excersize. It is less effective in terms of efficiency than running, jogging or riding a bike but it is still excersize.

If you walk a good distance to school you might want to count it initially, but do not rely on it alone,instead consider it 'bonus' cardio and still try to fit something like running or maybe even swimming in there.

Nobody, and I mean not a single cunting person who is in any sort of shape at all counts walking as exercise. We get up, we walk places we need to be, and hit the cardio hard. Walking ain't shit.

its about 2 km in 15 to 20 minutes
i do at least 20 push ups every night before i go to bed (im 1,89 and not that sportive) atm its around 30 to 40, i improved from 20 to 40 in a few days when i fell in love now its going back a little ;)

Man... I don't care. Walking is moving, walking a long distance is exercise. Try to think of walking as very slow running, brah. This might be difficult for you.
