It depends on bench style and body type. i just finished my first sheiko cycle and should be good for at least a 245 bench, but i bench with a super tight arch and alot of triceps, I would be surprised if i could overhead press 140lbs.
whereas more beginner benchers use poor form, dont tuck their shoulders lift their feet etc, so the delts work harder and therefore have a much higher press to bench ratio
