Never seen this kind of thread before but what's your routine /fit/?

I'm doing Starting Strength Mon-Wed-Fri

I also do some walking on Tuesday and Thursday to help my legs feel better. On Sundays I end up playing football/cricket/tennis with my cousins.

So /fit/ what is your routine?

Doing a 3x5 Su/Tu/Thu
A:Snatch, Front Squat, SOHP, Pullups
B:Clean and Jerk, OH Squat, Bench, Deadlifts

On my non lifting days I do some core and neck exercises.

I grapple Tu/Thu/Sat.

Forget to mention that I'm doing penday rows instead of cleans and I work out at home.

I do curls, situps and pushups for about five or ten minutes a day, I'm planning to move up on to weighted curls soon.
