This is my first time on fit, i came for some simple workout advice.

This is my daily routine.

3 sets 15 Hammer curls
3 sets 15 curls
3 sets 10 bench press
3 sets 30 push ups
3 sets 30 crunchs, half of 30 working obliques

Anything else i can throw in there for better upper body workouts?

fuck all those curls.
Alternating between 5x5 Squat and 5x5 Deadlift every workout.
Also do: 5x5 Bench, 3xF Bent over rows, 3xF pullups, 3xF reverse crunches.

Add 5 lbs every workout.

Do burpees (jump), dead hang pullups with no kipping, and straight leg hanging leg raises. Find a tree.

Also, fuck benching and squatting on the same day. Bench and squatting should be max effort, and as such your cns should probably be fried afterwords. I know I would be terrible at squats after I bench, and I wouldn't get much benefit out of it
