Isometrics are great for balance imo.

I used isometrics for 3 months, endurance lifting for 6 months, strength lifting for 1 month, and Olympic lifting for 1 month - I am now at 3x bodyweight deadlift, 2.5 bodyweight squat, 1.5 bodyweight bench press, 25 dead hang pullups, and 2x bodyweight powerclean.

Tl;dr - isometrics are a great way to develop raw, isolated strength, but more training must follow to realize the potential you build up.

What the shit are you smoking? Isometrics + Cardio will do wonders for weight loss.
>> Anonymous
>>122627yeah and cardio + cardio would be even better
>> Anonymous
>>122638
no it wouldn't
>> Anonymous
>>122639so in essence you are saying isometrics causes more weight loss than cardio?
>> Anonymous
>>122645
use green properly

Used in conjunction, isometrics and cardio will produce better results than cardio alone
>> Anonymous
>>122646better results as in more weight loss? sorry I'm not buying that. Do you have any sort of logic to support what you are saying, or any evidence to support what you are saying?

Isometrics + Cardio obviously burn more fat and build more muscle than just cardio alone. How hard is that to understand?
>> Anonymous
lulz.
Like I said, cario + cardio would cause more fat loss than cardio+isometrics.
In other words, for the same amount of time spent cardio is better than isometrics for weight loss.
my question in

still stands.

You're apparently too big of an idiot to get it.

I was thinking that "hey this isometrics thing might be good", then I read first few pages of that and lost all interest. Why? Well the one thing I've learned is that nothing in this life comes easily, if you wan't results you've got to work hard and first few pages of that pretty much said it's another goddamn magical build muscle and slim down method...

Seriously isn't there a book that just admits that you have to work your ass off instead of promising super results for 12min / day workout...
>> Anonymous
Yup I don't get retard logic.

HIIT for 12mins a day will really improve your fitness. Isometrics will increase your strength
