Drink Water and Tea If you need milk, make it Skim No fast food or bullshit candy 5-6 small meals a day Keep a journal of what you eat/how you exercise If you're not good at exercise, start walking 30 min a day work your way up 5 min every week until you're walking 60 min/day. Then do the same thing for jogging. Once you've got the jogging down, try light weight liftng and maybe HIIT.
