you better work up those mileages. 2 miles aint shit. Dont worry about trying to run it fast. Try to increase your mileage at a comfortable pace. If you tire yourself out early in the run , you wont be able to run far. work up a mile every two weeks and dont stop at 2 miles.
Another important thing. If you're incorporating frequent and heavy workouts, you better eat more than some veggies. Thats why bootcamp works. When I went there, we were doing some kind of physical activities all the time and come meal time i'd pig the fuck out because I needed the energy. Fuck the salad man. I gained 15 pounds of muscle weight and looked thinner than ever. This ofcourse takes some time, so don't be dismayed if you dont see results right away. It's about changing your lifestyle, not some instant results.
Sit-ups, btw, dont do shit for you. Do crunches instead.
