there are plenty of excellent sources of protein in a vegan or vegetarian diet
I eat seeds (sunflower mostly, but there are many good ones)
Nuts(almonds are the whip, walnuts, pistachios)
Legumes (peas, peanuts)
lentils
all sorts of soy protien
and finally, yes, beans Pinto beans are pretty amazing on the nutritional content. black beans, baked beans, whathaveyou

Unless you're eating over nine-thousand eggs, yolk and whites, you'll be fine. If you look at the nutritional information for eggs, you'll see that the yolk is where most of the nutrients are. Yes, egg yolks are fatty, but if you lrn2food science, you'll know that a lot of vitamins and minerals are fat soluble only.

As long as you move around, egg yolks are fine.
