What part of your back? I was getting lower back pain, felt like sciatica. (waits for attica! attica! jokes)

Turns out I was rounding my upper back and never really straightening my spine. dropped back to 140lbs from 180 and started retraining with better posture. Never felt pain since. Yes, it hurts on the shoulders. Fold a towel or man up. You'll get used to it soon enough.
