Work Out Plan Anonymous
Hey yall, I'm going back to working out on a regular basis, but it's been so long that I forgot what reps I need to do so I don't platoue.

I'm a 20-yo male weighing approximately 250 pounds. Anyone have a good idea for a weight loss plan for me?

Simple needs:
1. HEALTHY plan--no Adkins, starvation, etc.
2. Inexpensive--I own a gym membership, but no huge-expense plans like the Hollywood diet, etc.
