wanna learn how to squat?
you squat, you dont do leg extensions.
wanna learn how to deadlift?
you deadlift, you don't do hamstring and lower back exericses.
You need to practice the primary move most of all. if you're not doing it, don't expect to learn it. you can add all the supplementary shit if you want but you need to practice the fucking move.
