How should I get rid of man boobs?
It's been 2 weeks so far since i started working out, I eat about 1 or 2 meals a day(pot noodles lol, haven't really got much of an appetite anymore) and work out burn about 680ish calories a day. How long would it take to lose man boobs at the rate i'm doing in.

I'm 6ft tall and weigh about 15 stones, was 16 and a half last week, dropped :D. Thanks to my height I don't look as fat lol but the man boobs fail me when i wear a t-shirt.

you need 5-6 meals a day for a higher metabolism, and more importantly for a healthy body in general

small meals. You want to speed up your metabolism. There's nothing worse for loosing weight than fasting

I don't know if you're trolling, but stop what you're doing.

Educate yourself.

Start again.

1 or 2 meals a day consisting of Pot Noodle is the worst thing you can do to your body, man. It's not about how many MEALS you eat necessarily, it's about the caloric content.

Do a bit of reading, don't fuck your diet up. You'll thank me in the long run.

Yeah yeah, definitely. Fruits and veggies, tuna, chicken breasts, oatmeal, all that stuff. You've got a lot of wiggle room at your weight, just watch the calories to make sure you're consistently losing.
