How long does it take for muscle to noticeably shrink? And if I'm fairly built now, will it ever shrink to the point where it like I haven't started lifting all all yet?

Your talking about atrophy, and depending on what you're doing while waiting for your muscle to shrink, studies are really inconclusive, some say it takes 3-6 months, others around a year for muscle to start losing mass.
