Bullshit. Squats done moderately with proper form and weight are one of the best exercises a person can do. Why else would they be a cornerstone of knee rehabilitation?

Squats are an amazing exercise if you do them correctly, don't listen to the glass sorters who couldn't perform a squat correctly if their life depended on it.

Squatting doesn't put undue strain on shit,(unless you overload yourself) it's a compound exercise using a SHITLOAD of major muscle groups.
