If you're going to be posing from behind, you want your elbows to be at very least, level with your shoulders, if not a teeny bit over.
Squeeze your biceps tighter, your arms are too open. Save that shit for when you've got arms like sergio oliva (note: never, the guy was a ferak)
Pull your shuolders down and OUT, not up and together.
Tense, tense EVERYTHING.
You might not see as many bumps and ridges, but it sure as hell shows more than a scrunched up back:p
