Not OP here, any advice on limiting damage to your feet while jogging outside?

I live in an area where soft surfaces like grass isn't plentiful. So hard concrete for me.

cover your feet in shoes... if you run alot (20+ miles a week) get new shoes every couple months.

concrete is the best you can get anyway. uneven grounds raise the chance of ankle-injuries and tire your legs more because you're shifting weight constantly.
