Hey /fit/,

Whenever I do situps/reverse crunches, the lower part of my spine like sticks out and is on the floor. This puts strain on my spine.

Is this normal?
Just running finers down my spine, the top is smooth, while the bottom part of my back is 'bumpy'.

OP here. I found this picture on the interbutts.

My back isn't exactly like that (close though), but the bony part near the bottom is giving me trouble with situps and crunches.
