Hey /fit/
I never come on here... so please spare me if y'all RAAAGGGEEE over posts like this. I quit working out for about 4 months, and my body went to shit... Now, im only doing sets of about 50 pushups and lifting a 12lb weight till my arms get tired before I go to bed... ive heard you have to rebuild your muscles with days in between resting. Do I need to do this with such a little workout?

work harder with what you have, if you can do 50 pushups, then raise your legs onto a higher surface and do some damned harder pushups. doing 50 pushups does NOTHING to build muscle.

Also, do some real body weight exercises. Pull ups? Squatz?

Yeah, I go sit ups... dont do squats, I have bad knees. Pretty much, Im a computer nerd trying to get back into the shape he was.

Sit-ups are horrible for your lower back, and aren't going to do a fucking thing if you are out of shape.
