Hey /fit/

i usually keep it under 2000 calories a day and i work out on a ok basis. Is there any health professional out their to give me a tip on what i should eat for a snack before i go to bed. im so hungry...

I have been giving into temptation and having a bedtime snack for a while now. Not a good idea. I've gained 5 pounds or so.

i eat about 3800 a day and im lean at 185 lbs how the fuck are you alive under 2000 a day

Just don't do what>>9902does. Peanut butter on toast isn't healthy before you go to bed. It's just carbs. You don't need that energy when sleeping and your body might end up storing it, or in the very least, it won't be burning excess calories while you sleep.
Generally speaking, don't eat anything about 3 hours before going to bed. If you really have to, stick to protein or fruits.

Drink a protein shake or eat cottage cheese (I thiiink tuna is also ok for this purpose ) before bed. I fucking hate fish though.
