sup /fit/

I'm 19 and have a relatively low libido. At first I blamed Post-SSRI sexual dysfunction, but seeing as I don't really suffer from erectile dysfunction as much as I just don't have interest in the act of sex (not a virgin btw), I've become more and more sceptical of that "diagnosis" over time, and begun to think it might be diet related.
The range of different kinds of food I eat is extremely limited (I don't eat much in the way of fast food though), so I was wondering: Are there any specific foods (possibly supplements?) that I need to be eating, or could help me in attaining a healthy sex drive that I might not be eating already?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

eat more, sleep more, squat more. your body need sufficient nutrients, sleep and exercise that wakes you up.

squats\deadlifts\olympic lifts increase your testosterone, just fuck after gym and make sure she's ontop or you'll tire out.

Stupid, don't listen to him. Putting a superstitious band aid on what could be a more serious problem.

Assuming you have not already, I would seriously consider asking a doctor about it, assuming you have not already. Not to scare you, but low libido at such a young age can be indicative of certain disorders and diseases.

Failing that, improving your diet certainly can't hurt. Also, a general increase in activity will do you good. Start walking/jogging/running, at least. Maybe try to pick up an athletic hobby of some sort. These things will increase your energy overall, and potentially your sexual energy as well.

Go to the endocrinologist and have your hormone levels checked, to see if your testosterone is too low. If it is, they can talk to you about how to fix it.

Just because your a male doesn't mean your supposed to be some kind of mindless horny bastard.

Don't try to conform to societies expectations. I also don't have much of a libido. All it means is i can't be led around by my dick.

truth.
lifting heavy weights puts pressure on your spine and it releases a number of hormones, including testosterone. This will increase your interest in sex. If exercise isn't the solution, try finding a fetish. You may have one but haven't realized it or seen a good example. The diet/sex correlation seems very unlikely to me, its probably something psychological.
