I am 5'7 at 202 pounds. Pretty much no muscle. I want to lose as much weight/fat in the quickest amount of time. I have free weights and a bench press. I think I can barely curl a 20 pound free weight on my right hand. The left hand can't do it. I will also go running around the block every night.

I just want to lose the fat as I have a huge gut, moobs, and a fat face. My legs are pretty thick but my arms are like twigs.

I don't know what to do with the weights beyond a few curls. I don't know what reps are and how many I should do or any of that. I intend to cut out all soft drinks from my diets, all snacking. Should I cut out the breads and rice? Three meals a day with about ~25% of what I normally eat with no snacking in between. Will that work?

Any suggestions? I don't need to worry about retaining any muscle as I am sure I have very little. I am willing to go to the extreme. Any advice is appreciated.

Also, what abut this diet?

People with that mindset are the ones that typically fail. Looking good and being fit isn't a 2-week or 2-month plan. It's a lifestyle change. Saying you want to lose x weight in y time is going about it wrong.

Agreed, everyone needs to find a diet/exercise that they can continue for the rest of their life. If you go too hardcore too soon you'll end up breaking/straining something and then never wanting to doing it again. Or, you lose a lot of weight, then stop doing whatever crazy diet you got onto and yo-yo again.

Balanced healthy diet. Plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables. Stay active, but do something you enjoy doing.

There's not many people that really really enjoy the treadmill so much that they continue doing it into old age.

If you get straight into cardio you'll end up fucking yourself up, you have no muscle. You'll just end up falling over into a sack of wet meat on the floor and cry because you've torn some muscle you've never used before. Strength training first, then cardio.
