I have a health post.Lately, my cognitive abilities have been deteriorating. In a post here a few hours ago, I almost typed "eye" instead of I, for example. I'm usually some what intelligent, I read, I don't do any drugs, and I go to college.I've narrowed the problem down to:Leaving the TV on when I go to bed or not getting enough sleep( I usually get home at around 10.)
Why would you leave the tv on when you go to bed?That's a waste of electricity, turn it off.
Too damn lazy I guess. Sometimes I watch adult swim I'll fall asleep. I guess I should shut the fucking thing off anyway, adult swim is crap.
Make sure youre getting enough deep rest. You should also swing by the bookstore and find something that would catch your interest for reading. Oh, get some sun too.

Get more sleep and make sure you're eating enough carbs.
