What does anon use to keep track of your daily carbs, calories, protein, etc? I use a excel spreadsheet, but I'm wondering if there is a better program out there, since my spreadsheet is pretty messy. I'm kind of a neat freak and would like it if there is a program specifically made for it keeping track of your nutrition that is good.
See your own damn post.Use FitDay PC for keeping logs and use PhysicsDiet to keep reports and see long term trackinghttp://physicsdiet.com/Find the FitDay PC on torrents and shit.

Excel. If your spreadsheet is messy, organize it.
