Weight cuffs Anonymous
Alright, /fit/, yesterday a freind gave me a pair of 3lb weight cuffs for your ankles. I was thinking of wearing these to work for a week, since I walk alot during the day. Would this build muscle in my legs or just provide definition. Or just make me really freaking tired?

they wont help you build muscle, they aren't heavy enough. They will make it more tiring however and you will burn more calories, as a rule anything that makes your workout harder is good (short of chewing your own limbs off).

Rugby players pull sleds in short intervals. A light but constant amount of resistance, like weight straps or being fat, is terrible for your joints.
