Sup, /fit/My girlfriend and I are both trying to shed some extra fat (i.e. most of it). However, this is the first time in my life I've actually committed to diet and exercise. I just started going to the gym, but what sort of foods should I aim for?Fruits and vegetables, obviously. But how far am I allowed to venture before just canceling everything? What sort of foods should I avoid? On a similar note, most vegetables make my girlfriend violently ill. Fruits are OK, but I need some variety. Any suggestions?
>>411154Greens are awesome: asparagus, edamame, artichoke, bell peppers, spinach, parsley, yum!
>>411158Jesus H. Christ you're right! God, why didn't I see it when she dragged that corpse through the living-room or when she spent 45 minutes licking herself?Actually, that was kinda hot.>>411154Sounds good. Oh, I forgot to mention, I'm a culinary student.
>>411154Greens are awesome: collard, mustard, whatever.
>>411164She liked bell peppers, but not a lot of the other greens. I'll eat about anything, personally.I was kinda hoping that there would be some sort of substitute so that she could keep them down. Would having her eat fruits, lean meats, and supplements suffice?
greens are disgusting.
whole wheets, rice pasta, lean meat, fish, cottage cheese, 1% milk(don't bother with fat free you give up 1g of fat but you loose 4g of protein too 1% is the best) nuts, berriesthat's about all i can thing of
>>411184When did I ever say she was an adult?BTW there's an Amber Alert in New Hampshire. I would appreciate it if you guys erased your cookies or something.
>>411187Pasta is difficult, particularly because it fills her very quickly. Everything else is great, thanks.
>>411189I just assumed. Enjoy your loli jungle cat.
>>411194I fill her very quickly too.
>>411180I'll admit, I didn't know that.Thank you for informing me good sir.
>>411209That's what de/fi/ni/t/ions is here for.
You stupic cunt. Fruits aren't healty, nothing but sugar and water. Eat turkey and drink milk. You can get vitamins from pills.
>>411242>Fruits aren't healthyyou're retarded.Fruits are healthy, you just have to know how to manage your carb intake.
>>411247if you're eating fruit you shouldn't have too. problem isn't fruit, problem is the insulinogenic starches and other ultra-processed bullshit that people eat. if people actually ate their fruit and vegetables (could probably leave out the potatoes) their wouldn't be a fucking problem.
