I've heard different stats on it, such as 3% is the fat necessary to support your internal organs, so it would make little visible difference to lose that, plus incredibly unhealthy. so say you can get to 1% others say not under 4%, there is no precise way to calculate bf, including water displacement.

I saw a bodybuilder once that claimed having 3% bodyfat. His ass was ripped, the scariest shit in the world, a ripped ass.
Most pro's are in their 8's you can only go down more if you plan to lose a lot of muscle, and the guy in the pic has a lot of them.
The only bodybuilders that can go to around 3% BF are light weights
