I used to drink at least that much cola as you OP. Here's what I suggest:
Start getting some exercise. I don't know why but when I work out more, I crave sugary drinks less. As for the caffeine, drink coffee in the morning and maybe in the afternoon. If you don't like coffee, drink green tea. Lastly, STOP drinking pop while you're at the computer. When you snack or drink shit while you're at the computer, it becomes something that's automatic and you're not really thinking about what you're doing. It's kind of hard to explain, but trust me. If you must have a Pepsi, crack it open, pour it into a glass, and drink it at the dinner table with no other distractions. Look out the window, or something. I think you'd find that 1, you'll drink that can slower, and 2, you'll start drinking fewer of them daily. For some reason it registers into your brain that you've consumed something and that makes you want the next one to a lesser extent.
