No such thing as spot reduction

You have to do cardio to burn fat

Can you swim?

what he said. lern2eatrite/find a method of cardio you can do with your foot problem. bitches seem to love these elliptical machine things, although i'm not sure if those things actually do shit.

yes. its expensive as hell to go to a pool around here, and i live in Michigan, so its too cold to go swim outdoors now.

any cheap ways?

Any cardio that doesn't strain your foot. Cycling (stationary or real bike) and the elliptical machine are good starters, as would swimming be. Just as long as you do whatever it is at 100% intensity.

thumbs up for the belly button ring ;)

find a cardio exercise you can do. i think you'd be able to do elliptical w/o straining your foot so you should give that a shot.

get a rough estimate of your BMR here http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/ and then when you workout add the calories burned to that number. you're going to want to ingest less calories per day than that in order to burn fat. try to get calories from good sources as well. there's a billion places you can look up "good" foods on the internet, so find some shit you like that isn't awful for you. it's also a good idea to be eating something every few hours in order to keep your metabolism up.
