Sup /fit/Alright, times have finally reached a point in my life where financially I can begin pouring money into my own physical being. I wanted to start off getting myself something that I know I would use on a daily basis without worry that I will stop (Pic wholly related)My problem is that I live in an apartment above someone else, and I don't want to deal with an apartment manager beating down my door every time I get on the machine.End question: Is there any dependable way to cushion down the impact on a treadmill to where the people living below me wouldn't hear it?
nope. Get an eliptical or stationary bike if you are going to stay inside. Low impact will save your joints and your neighborly relationships.....or just go outside
You could put it on springs? But a bike or running outside on dirt is healthier.
