hi /fit/ i was curious about the process is to losing weight, what makes you lose weight and why? Like excercising, why am i losing weight doing cardio? can anyone give me an explanation?

well today i woke up really early and i road my bike as far as i usually do and being that it's morning it's cold as fuck, now if i do this in the afternoon the sun is going to be out and i'm gunna sweat, so...i shouldn't excercise in the morning i guess?

Sweat is used to cool you down.
