So tomarrow my diet is as follows:

Breakfast - 1 scoop whey with two cups skim milk.
Lunch - 1 apple, 1 serving low fat yogurt.
Dinner - 1 cup rice, assorted steamed vegetables, 1 baked chicken breast.

I'm 314lbs and looking to lose (obviously). Sound appropriate?

but ive been losing weight so far these last 2 weeks.
dont go militant style on your diet. your gonna get sick of it fast and your gonna give up on it.
just cut your portions down and stop eating fast food. you will see results immediately.
then when you get used to your diet, start doin some cardio.

i remember i tried dieting hardcore and i just gave up because i was pissed i was on a retarded diet.
eat 4-5 small meals a day and drink lots of water.

Also realize the horrid beginning 3 days. When you first start you diet the first 3 days become fucking terrible but after that its smooth sailing.
