So /fit/ I have found what appears to be a good workout program but I want to maintain my current jogging both because I want to improve my stamina (I think thats whats it's called) and because I still have some minor fat to burn
The program in it's standard form looks like this:
Day 1: On
Day 2: On
Day 3: Off
Day 4: On
Day 5: Off
Day 6: On
Day 7: Off
I was wondering which would be better changing it to a or b
A)
Day 1: On
Day 2: On
Day 3: running
Day 4: On

I don't know the sauce I got it off /fit/
My goal is essentially to look like the guy in the pic all tough I realize that will probably take a lot of time to get there I need to lower my body fat percentage (currently at around 12 percent) and build a lot of muscles so I just need some general workout to start with

As a general rule its best to decimate a part of your body one day then give it a whole week to recover and concentrate on diff areas each day.

Im not seeing an Ab day in your routine and im not seeing any cardio either. It'd probably take you a long, long time to get to your goal with that work out. Its not intensive enough. But then again I am talking completely out of my ass.

You sound just like everything else I have read so far (in a good way) but I can't seem to find a good workout routine so could you please hook me up with a link?

You wont burn fat if you don't clean your diet
Your routine is extremely shit, and you won't stick to it.

Heres a simple routine:

Squat twice a week
Run twice a week

If you are not running or squatting today, use a deck of cards to pick a random exercise and do it

(can include: curls, pressing, rows, sprints, abs (include reverse hypers), deadlift and all the other gay shit you don't really need to be doing.. dedicated calf work? really? lmao, never heard of hill sprints eh?)

Did you just call deadlifts day?

That is the most homo shit ever.

Burning fat through running is not a/the problem as I have goon from 240 pounds to 160 so I got that down quit well by now the problem is that I need a good workout routine to build muscles.

No I did not name it deadlift day this entire workout routine is lifted from

To be honest that sounds like crap that wont workout anything more then my leg muscles when my primary goal is to build my upper body
