Exercise newbie Anonymous
Sup /fit/. About a month ago I started exercising and I'd like some advice on what to do next. As of right now my daily exercise schedule is:

10 sets of 10 curls with a 25 pound dumbbell
10 sets of 10 pushups
5 sets of 10 lateral raises with a 10 pound dumbbell
5 sets of 10 front lateral raises with same 10 pound dumbbell
10 sets of 20 SQUATZ
10 sets of 10 crunches

anything I should add besides some cardio? Oh, and it feels great to actually have some strength for once.

too many reps, do heavier weights.

You're too new to just dive into a routine like that, you'll have limited gains regardless of what your goal is.

Drop everything (aside from squats), read staring strength if you haven't already and head over to stronglifts.com and get to reading. Give it a few months at least and then you can think about starting a routine like this.
