I've heard that once a day er something like that is normal.people have told me that my matabalism is really slow. is this what is going on? If so how can i speed it up. i have the same problem. i have a slow metabolism.i rarely go to the gym, but when i do i shit brix.i also have to poo when i'm in a bookstore or library.
This is normal. Frequency of shitting varies greatly between individuals.
