Hmmm, I train four hours a day, and my family does train a lot too and also my girl... from what I can see from the poto there are two options. 1- u distendet a muscle - 2- u trashed a muscle. if its the first one, your back whould be a lot hurt (but not in pain) all black and shit. If its the second, seems u destroyed a muscle, and sorry, it'll never be the same again. Masybe with surgery, but dunno...
