ok fit here is the deal, i need to bulk up semi fast. I know how to lift and do all that kind of shit, swam and did water polo for 4 years, continued with exercise and such. But because i would burn so many calories + naturaly high metabolism i cant seem to get over 155 lbs. i'm nearing 6'4". Anyway i used to do 320 lb squats wich for a person of my size apparently suprises people.

So i'm no stranger to working out, i know how to push myself, do 110%, mental toughness ect. So i come here looking to find anwsers to bulk up. My target weight would be 175 / 180 lbs. i am considering used whey protein and other suppliments, and if i have to stop my cardio so i dont burn too many calories i will.

I want to bulk up, then once i hit my target weight / target physique i'll start back up with my cardio and conditioning. So what are some good work outs that would benefit me most. I know squatz are important, benching, but what other lifts should i go about to train as many muscles as i can.

I'm not looking to look like a builder, just trying to get a good routine down to bulk up before i condition. I come to /fit/ every so often, so sorry in advanced if this question gets asked all the time.

i don't think whey is the way to go for bulking up, it's okay, but there's not a lot of calories to it. stuff like truemass would be good, since with milk there's like 800 calories per shake. And there are others with even more, but fuck that i say. and i wouldn't recommend quitting the cardio, but just doing less of it. put the emphasis on lifting.
