What are some ways to speed up my metabolism?

I've heard that eating less but more often would do the trick, are there other tips and tricks?

There isn't anything you can besides increase the demand of energy. If your body doesn't need to use more energy, it wont. Therefore you must do more work (more energy is required). That or else get fatter, or add more muscle to your body. Then you will need more calories to maintain the mass that add (But that's probably not what you want to do).

Alternatively, you could just work harder, which would probably turn out better in the end, as any gains made on EC stack will disappear after you go off it if you don't make up for the fall in calories burned after you stop. (Either by lifting so that weight gained back is muscle, or by cutting intake down, which you could've done in the first place.)

So, yeah, I wouldn't really do it- just deal with the results eating right/lifting/cardio give you.

6 small meals a day, evenly spread. this switches the body from 'stave' mode in which it attempts to store all the energy it gets to burn mode, this way it metabolises it the food it gets. Combine that with exercise and you can burn alot of fat of fast.
that and green tea, coffee, protein, black pepper, chilli.
