Whats /fit/'s opinion on multivitamins? I'm 18, training for football (30 min run every other day, weight training 3 times a week) do I need any type of vitamin? I wanna make sure I'm healthy and not restricting my progress.Pic completely unrelated
Just eat a fuckton of fruit and veg, vitamins sorted.If you're training weights I assume you're eating to put on mass aswell... so along with the eggs and milk and meat, fruit and veg should sort you out all round.
