Hey /fit/,
I've been stuck with a 100 lbs. barbell, and have been trying the best to make due. I've made pretty good gains, but I'm just wondering if these substitutions are decent.

One arm snatch (95 lbs.) instead of powerclean
Box pistols instead (90 lbs.) of squats
Goodmornings/one arm, one leg Romanian deadlifts (100 lbs.) instead of deadlifts
Weighted pushups (70 lbs.) instead of bench press
Overhead press for reps instead of overhead press for max
Rows for reps instead of rows for max

Make sure you have correct form.
Eat proprely.

Pretty good. Here's some more:

-suit-case deadlifts
-windmills
-one arm clean and jerk
-full contact twists
-find somewhere to do pull-ups on, like a tree branch, rafters in your house, or a playground
