Yesterday I decided to push myself a bit and did various push-ups' and increase the number of stomach crunches, pull up and lifted some weights. Somewhere in the mix I did a few squats.Today my body feels exhausted, my abs sting at the slightest bit of movement and my arms are so soar that I can't push myself up to complete a push up.I'm wondering if there's anything I can work on during these times when your body is attempting to re-cooperate. I'm guessing extensively pushing your body isn't going do much good as you might actually hurt yourself.What does /fit/ do when most of your body is aching?
