I don't understand why he had to "dumb it down" for people who can't use correct technique. I've added some isolation exercises for triceps and biceps, Front Squats on Deadlift day to make the day somewhat easier on my back, also power cleans 1x week.
Push ups are faggy, anyway. I'd much rather pump iron than bite the dust on the floor.
