Hey /fit/, I'm a fatty limiting my caloric intake, doing cardio and doing some weights. I walk/run slowly for about an hour each morning right after getting out of bed, then cool down, stretch, and then do some weights. Using low weight dumbbells to do work my bicept, tricep, and do some squats and leg exercises as well.After that I stretch again, shower and I'm done for the day.My question to you: should I just do the weights before going to bed? or is what i'm doing okay?
