sup /fit/. I'm wondering if I should start doing HIIT or not. I'm 6' and have gone from 161 to 168 lbs in the first four weeks on SL 5x5. I'm not a fatass by any means. Anways, would doing HIIT hurt my muscle gains?

Basically, will HIIT make my muscle gains larger, smaller, or will not affect them?

Most likely you won't be able to handle the load. Adding HIIT into a 3 a week squat routine would be like adding in a fourth day of squats
