So here's a list of some healthy foods I'll begin to acquire to eat regularly (liquids are not welcome in this list!)

-oatmeal
-various fruits and veggies
-walnuts
-sunflower seeds
-pistachios
-dried fruit

As you can see it's frighteningly short. So please provide suggestions and feedback. Additional items to add to the list would be greatly appreciated!
