I use to be really addicted to caffeine. I would drink between 2 - 5 Full Throttles a day or about 5+ cans of soda a day.

I have since quit drinking anything with caffeine/high amounts of sugar in an attempt to get a healthier lifestyle.

So my question to you is... Is Vitamin Water a good alternative? Since I started drinking it back in November I haven't had a cold or anything, probably thanks to the amount of vitamins in them verses what I didn't get from just can's of pop. But I'm just not sure if these are the best thing...

They have crystallized fructose, which is sugar, which is bad for your immune system. And your weight.

Read the ingredients you tool. And yes you are a tool, only hipster trendy people buy anything more than water.

People got by fine without it for thousands of years.

It's better to just take vitamins, honestly. You don't get the calories or the sugar.

I know it still has sugar, but it does not have nearly as much as a can of Full Throttle.

And I guess I'm seeing it as more of an alternative from a caffeine addiction than anything. But I've been drinking about two of these a day for a few months now... Guess it's time to take the next step and cut them off now.
