.3 lbs is only about 5 oz, which if it's chicken only gives you about 40g of protein. An egg gives you about 6 g, so in a whole day you're only getting about 52g of protein.
If you're trying to build muscle, it's recommended to have at least 1 g of protein per lb of bodyweight.
You should be getting around 175 g of protein a day. So, better start chowing down, more meat, more fish, etc...
Also, whey is god. It's not a resort, but a smart choice for an easy, healthy source of protein. A scoop will usually be about 120 calories, and give you 25g of protein. It's also the most readily absorbed source of protein, and does so quickly, making it perfect for PWO food.
