Ok lads, the time has come to drop some weight. this time last year i weighed 84Kg (184lb). after some world travel, eating junk foods and coming home to no job ive stacked it on, now weighing in at around 96Kg (211lb)

last time i lost weight it was slow and stupid, all i did was eat less food and it took such a long time, it was cumbersome and made me unhappy about my commitment and stuff.

so im trying to devise a diet/excercise regeime that will help me drop the fat quicker and hopefully keep it off.

Im 6'1", larger build, i cant jog for shit and a general all round "blokey bloke" i have good self control and motivation when i see results but im prone to being lazy if im feeling like crap (bi-polar lol)

so, any suggestions? whats worked for you guys? anything i should steer clear of?

I'd say steer clear of being bipolar if it kills your motivation.
Otherwise, try some HIIT.
