Hey /fit/, I have a question and a problem.
I'm involved with a lot of activities and it seems that no matter how much sleep I get, I'm always tired.

I'm usually at school from 7-5pm... Track begins at the end of school which is around 3:30. Normally I go to bed around 11 or 12 and I wake up at six. Is this enough time for sleep or should I be getting more sleep at night?

And is it bad to sleep from 4am to 12 on weekends? Even when I do this, I still find myself tired... and I can usually sleep for a few more hours. Is this normal?

and staying up late never makes you feel rested, even if you get up late too
