What's with all the RAGE? If he wants to be scrawny thin, well, it's his body, right?
OP, try to eat (much) less, do cardio and isometrics to "tone" your muscles (ie, firm 'em). Be aware, though, that the look depends on your bone makeup (ie. if you're naturally barrel-chested with a wide pelvis and big wrists, forget it, looks like shit, will never look like in pic)
