No, you don't have loose skin, you might have a little bit of flab, but you don't have destroyed, stretched out skin like some of us former fatties. Count your blessings, you look like a model already. I cry to myself when I see my body in the mirror, I'd give up all my money and belongings for a midsection like yours and, yes, I work out six times a week, nothing is getting better.
But, on topic, you probably need to lose no more than 10 pounds and do some core training to get more visible abs, but they're honestly amazing looking right now.
