My favorite cheap, easy, tasty, healthy dish, (besides a Whey-protein shake):
__ One 5-oz can of chicken breast in water (drained) __ One can of Glory Foods Sensibly Seasoned Mixed greens (drained) __ One can of black-eyed peas (drained) __ 1tsp of pepper __ 1/2 tsp of salt __ One large chopped tomato __ Two chopped cherry peppers
Heat in a pot for a few minutes.
