Alright, /fit/. I need some of your advice. I'm about 300 pounds right now and am about to go to college soon. So my schedule is going to be very different and make it hard to eat well.So I guess I need advice on some places to get healthy or as healthy as can be food, ways to make healthy food, and just a general eating plan.I've got my workout down so I don't need any advice there except for maybe on running. So any tips in that area would also be appreciated.Thanks in advance, Anon.
