The dude in OP's pic isn't even very muscular, he just looks like it due to excessive weight cutting.
OP: do some good, legit bodyweight exercises and watch your diet. This means doing things other than just vanilla pushups and situps, so do some research first on other kinds of good bodyweight exercises. Chinups for biceps, dips for chest, pullups for back, pistols for legs, elevated/diamond/plyo pushups for moar chest, russian twists for abs, hanging leg raises for moar abs, ect. Do your homework and you'll be fine.
