/fit/I'm 6' 0 and I weigh around 60kg's. I'm scrawny as fuck and tall.I've been trying to work out doing just pushups and situps the last couple weeks, but what should I be doing to get a bit more meat on my bones?
Do you really think pushups and situps do shit? Join a gym, start lifting, eat a FUCKING TON of protein/healthy food in general.

Find some heavy objects. Pick them up in various ways up to 30 times split up into groups of 5-10. Eat.and SKWATZ
