Hello /fit/. I've come to the point where I'm actually splitting up my workout routine instead of just doing a full body workout. I don't want to go into details, but basically its Mon: biceps Tues: triceps Wed: chest Thurs: back Fri: shoulders Saturday: full cardio Sunday: rest. I've lost a good 20 lbs in approximately 20 weeks, I'm doing great. The only thing is that I do a very hard workout routine when I strength train, doing a lot of max weights, and my muscles get very sore. Usually, it'll take like 2-3 days for my muscles to feel normal again, but the fact that my muscles get sore after each workout... is this normal or am I exerting too much? For example, since I do biceps on Monday, it'll hurt until Wednesday (during which I do triceps, which'll hurt until Thursday and so forth) I don't want to have sore muscles everyday of my life, what should I do?

biceps need two days since they're so huge and massively important muscle groups.

think of all the curls he has to do for da gurlz.

split your bis over two days then take four off. don't work any other muscle groups during that time yo body needs to heal those gunz, son.

pretty much the definition of stupid. the biceips are the opposite of huge and massively important. thats why your arm is 2/3 triceps and 1/3 biceps. biceps are worthless in terms of practicality compared to other muscle groups, but look great.

i use gym's only squat rack to blast my bi's. i typically do about ten sets, mixing it up of course, to make sure i get that peak and solid mass. it's perfect because there's a mirror right there. i can see chicks digging on me from the other side of the room.

sometimes i wear a polo shirt with the collar popped just to piss the fags off behind me waiting to do their gay ass squats.

what kind of girl looks at a guys legs? protip: they don't. it's all about DA GUNZ
