you won't die jack ass, unless your heart rate has been that high for quite a while after you have stopped the workout. tabata sprints get your heartrate at about 85-90% of your max heart rate. if 180 beats pm is too much for your range then stop doing them so hard. intenisty is good but don't kill yourself.
however, if you are healthy and that 180 falls within the proper range than stop whining and walk around and take deep slow breaths and stand up straight. don't slouch over, you're restricting your airways.
