If you really want to cut, focus on eliminating extraneous carbs. For example, you can eat the burger at McDonalds, but don't get any fries or soda. When eating at the kabob place, don't eat the bread, but have the rice/beans and meat. And with pizza, just choose something else.
With your workouts, they seem fine. But what I would do is to replace the jogging with some more intense cardio. For example, instead of jogging slowly for three miles, run 1 mile fast. Or you can do sprints, whatever floats your boat.
