ITT Oatmeal. Everything about oatmeal, especially what you add to it.

I add bananas, salt, cinnamon, and peanut butter. I was wondering if it would be healthier for me to exchange the peanut butter for brown sugar? Just wondering, I'm not really a health nut, but I don't want to get fat :\

I put the dry oatmeal in a coffee bean grinder, grind it up, and then mix it with whey, and add water.

Protein + Carbs + No Fat = God.

Oatmeal ALONE tastes like a dirty dish cloth. I usually need a teaspoon of maple syrup to it.

brown sugar, honey, raisins, strawberries, etc pretty much any fruit dry or fresh that i have around always mix and match to keep me guessing
