Sorta. Keep your metabolism running high. Just manage your portions and try to eat five meals per day, once every three hours. I wouldn't really go for a snacks, just spread out your meals more and you won't really feel the need to snack, because every meal will be halfway between a snack and a "normal" sized meal, you'll always feel satisfied.
Try this:
7AM: Wake up, eat oatmeal or cereal high in whole grains. Perform morning hygiene as usual. Just kind of dick around and get your brain to wake up until 8, let your meal digest. 8:30 AM: Do your cardio 9:30 AM: Do your lifting/SQUATZ 10AM: First three hour mark, eat your second meal. 12PM: Keep your jump rope session if you want, but since you already did 1.5 hours of exercise, you could consider yourself done for the day. Up to you, don't overdo it. 1PM: Third meal 4PM: Fourth meal 7PM: Fifth meal Do whatever you want until bed, exercise or just hang out. If you want to stay active, do something different to not get bored. Maybe ask some friends to play basketball. You don't need to make every session "forced" exercise. 10 or 11PM: Bed
Try to make each meal 300 to 400 calories. Aim to end up at 1500 to 1700 calories for the end of the day.
