I need your help
I need to get into a certain ruotine that would ensure a large ammout of myuscle growth. The main muscles I'm trying to grow are my arms and my chest. By stomach isn't as important and my legs can go fuck themselves. I have large legs by nature anyways.

So I've been going to the gym for about a month now, and when I go there, I usually follow this ruotine:
- first 5 mins on the bicycle machine
- then I rotate on the machines which works ur bicepts, tricepts, back (as in pulling shit), chest (as in pushing away shit), and a couple of varois machines which work on chest, stomach abs, and arms.

Now i've only tried going to the section of the gym where the real muscle men work with the dungebells like twice, primarially because I have no idea what to do there and I don't want to go there.

So my question is; what exactly do I do to make my muscles grow as fast as possible.

I go to the gym 7 days a week and Ive been trying to exercise in the mornings when I wake up, but its kinda hard.

Please point me in the right direction /fit/. Tell me all ur awesome muscle building secrets and techniques.

oh several other questions:
- Whenever im working on a certain muscles, should I strech the muscles? Like when im working on my bicepts, should I strech them?
- I heard that you can do like this crazy technique where on some days you work on one muscle, and other days you focus on other musclse. And ur supposed to gain weight in muscles very fast. Any1 know anything about this?

oh, also, this is my diet:
- No carbs at all (or very little when my dad makes some >.<)
- Only meat, fruits, veggies, and nuts
- No junk food
- No steroids/any pills or supliments

Go to the weight side more often than you do the machines. The machines are for people with injuries who dont want to risk free weights. Also, do higher weight with less reps. This is a surefire way to spark muscle growth. Your diet is fine, but remember, what you eat isnt the only thing that's important, the amount you eat is extremely important.

Develop your own routine based on what you can do and then perfect it. Basically, ween yourself from the machines and work towards using the free weights. If you have an questions about specific exercises or muscle groups, search around this website, it has all the exercises you could need and detailed instructions on how to do them:
