Hey /fit/ I want to do squats but I only have to twenty-five pound hand weights. Can I use the handweights for squats or am i doing it wrong?

if no then SQUATZ until you can use heavier dumbbell then repeat

bodyweight squats work great to get your body ready for the squat motion

go full depth, take as long as it takes ot get to 100

next time get 150

get up to 500 squats per workout and your legs will be strong enough to start hitting the barbell

im up to a 300 squat and i still do bodyweight squats, so theres no need to badmouth them, they work and are great for conditioning and rehab
