I won't bother with weight gainers ever again. You have to mix a shitload of the fucky tasting powder to get 600 calories or so. Its a waste of money. I make my own 1000 cal shakes. What do you put in your shake?
Protein powder, oatmeal, wheat bran, frozen fruit, peanut butter, maple syrup. In that order.
