I have weights, I pick them up and do as many as I can until I cant do any more and then I stop, then after a rest day I do it again.

Is that all I have to do or should I be doing like proper workouts and shit for like 1hr every workout day?

First off, make sure you don't eat like a bitch. Second off, if you have adjustable dumbbells, put on more weight till you can't do more than 10-12. Then you do 10-12, rest one minute, 10-12 more, rest again and then 10-12 more. Do this every other day.
