I have been working out fairly reg. for a little under a year now. With some short term fails do to stupid reasons...i.e relationship bullshit/depression/alcohol/etc...

Ive been doing really well for a little over three months now and have seen considerable change...not only visible but mental as well. I do still have my weakness...mainly when it comes around to the weekend.

I go to the gym 3-4x's a week cardio and weights. Recently...I started doing 5x5's to improve strength after mainly doing 3x10s or 2x15s.

My question is, since i started the 5x5s i hit them all out before moving on to the next equip/lift...where as before i did one set of each lift/equip. and then repeat for total sets. Ill add a 3x10 day or 2x15 day just to switch it up now, but should i do them all at once before moving on or, is the other way work as well? which is better?

I'm really not sure what the fuck you are talking about, but if you are talking about doing multiple sets of reps with strength training exercises, you should do all your sets in one sitting with about 30 seconds between, OR you can do "supersets" which would be like doing your set of reps for one muscle group (hammer curls for example) followed immediately with your set of reps for an opposing muscle group, (in this example tricep pushdowns) and then take 30 or so seconds and continue with the next sets.
