I never did sports. What is an easy-to-learn sport where i can play with other noobs? Going to college soon and idk what to pick.I'm not so strong either since i stopped training. Skinny man. I'm 150 lbs, squat 170 lbs.
>>470822That's not weightlifting.Weightlifting is probably the most noob friendly. If you aren't strong they will make you strong. You will also meet people. In sports you will get trampled on if you aren't strong or good.

>>470825Is weightlifting strenght training, or is it more competetive?
>>470834First one. You can make it competitive with your buddies but it's about getting strong.
Artist here,My take: i would say that what you are lacking is muscle tone. Your forearms, shoulders, back are too skinny. Not being fat is not enough, you need muscle tone, too.You look OK though, but follow my advice.

Learn Judo. You'll either spar with people on your level for practice competing, or you'll spar with higher belt colors, but that's not a bad thing, because they have control and restraint and they'll teach you more than you'd learn fighting white belts.Strength isn't everything in Judo. You use throws that use your strength plus your opponent's strength. As far as "easy to learn", I'd say it's easy to learn but difficult to master.
