I weigh 400 pounds, and would like to integrate them into my daily regimen of weight loss, but I fear it might be a bit too much for me.

I remember seeing my friends brother always squatting like that in said article, i started doing it to "look cool" when i was about 11, im 21 now and can squat like this for 5 minutes or so before my knees give in.

But when it comes to weighted squats i havnt got a fucking clue how much i can do because i have no squat rack in my weights room at home, i usually hoist 110lbs over my onto my back (because thats all i can military press) and do 4 x 20 reps with about a minutes rest.
