So i have a friend, well more like a girl friend that is a veggie. She is very healthy from the looks of things, only 20 yrs old, but she refuses to take vitamins. Is this a serious health concern or would it not make any difference down the line? In all honesty Ive almost never seen her eat btw.

well not only does meat contain b12, but also eggs and fortified milk. But from my understanding eggs are a rich source to get b12 but also have something in them that may block absorption.
