Sup /fit/ards how do I go from a Mauricio Rua body type, to a Ricardo Arona body type? I already work out and such, but how would i push my self to an Arona body type?

Also if it doesn't help I rassle, and do indoor soccer. And my work out schedule consists of different upper body Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Lower body Tuesday. And shit like power cleansing, dead lifts, etc Thursday. I work out for about hour and a half everyday.
