Does it work or is it bullshit?
I've heard good things but the source is unreliable.

I took some to see if it had any positive affect on my running, and for the most part didn't notice anything sort of significant. The sources supporting it are unproven, yet there is constant praise for its ability to increase endurance, oxygen conversion, yada yada..
Taking it won't hurt, and may be helpful for some people who don't have healthy lifestyles. But for now, it kinda remains tied down in the category of snake oils.
