My dearest /fit/So, I used to be so physically active it was brutal. Then I got surgery, was down for a couple weeks, and got lazy. I'm 5'3", 113 pounds & my BMI is 20. So, I come to you with a challenge. I'm starting up martial arts in a couple weeks or so, and need an ace exercise plan & I also need to reformat my eating. Please halp?
