Dear /fit/,
I've kind of noticed that I've grown some slight man boobs. They aren't enormous, but they're enough to make me want to get rid of them. I'm not fat, but I'm not skinny either, considering that sometimes I have a slight pot belly. I've been running about 10-15 minutes everyday, but other than that, I haven't been watching my diet or really working out. I was wondering if there are any exercises that are specific to the aforementioned areas that could help me get a flatter chest and abs quicker.

Pic is not me, but is an extreme version of me.

No, there isn't. You can't exactly target specific body fat. You say that you haven't been watching your diet. There's your fucking problem.

Watch your diet and keep running, they'll go away.
