Ok guys...
I managed 75 push ups. I didnt do them all in one go, which may be what you meant but I did as many as I could before I needed to rest (I allowed myself a maximum of 30 seconds rest, so it wasn't like I was watching a movie in between).
I tried to do pistols and I got a lot closer than I had managed before. I reckon I managed about 8 good ones, the rest were shit and I kept falling over.
My rubbish balance meant I can't do the handstand push ups yet, but I'll keep practicing.
And I did about 5 pull ups. I left to the last and I have always sucked at these.
...its a start though guys, eh?
Oh yeah, I did some curlz for the gurlz afterwards just for the lulz.
