Morning Routine Anonymous
Everyday I have a morning routine. I wake up at the same time every single day, no matter what.

- I wake up at 6 AM.
- Immediately go to the kitchen, and pour some freshly brewed coffee into my coffee mug.
- As I drink the coffee mug, I put on a sweatshirt, socks, and tennis shoes and take a walk around the block outside. I also check my mailbox.
- I come back home, cook up a good breakfast meal (bagel, sausage patty, orange juice fortified with calcium, regular cream cheese, and regular american cheese).
- Take a shower.
- Do some work until I drive off to school at 8AM.

What is your morning routine. Do you even have one?

alarm rings, swallow a 200mg caffiene pill. go back to bed
wake up when caffiene kicks in
chop up an apple
throw bacon or eggs on a skillet
eat apple while shower/wash face
throw some 12 grain toast in toaster
eat whole mess of bacon and 12 grain toast with pb

-stuff a bowl of cold oatmeal down my gullet along with whatever fruit is available
-hit the gym like there is no fucking tomorrow
-drink post workout shake
-shower, groom myself at gym
-start work at 6

- Get dressed
- Run around the block
- Screw around till work.

go on the stat. bike until 7am
shower/clothes, make sure bag is packed
sit down get the news and eat:
- plate of greens (leafs & shit)
- 1/2 cup microwaved eggwhites
- on-the-go cup of yoghurt
- 1 cup 1% milk
- fairly large glass of water
-leave by 8am to get to school by 9

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

Above anything else, food is extremely important. NEVER skip out on food ever.

Wasting your time on computer parts is stupid, wasting your money on food and nutrition for your body isn't.

First off, stop fucking lying. You don't work out, and you don't drink protein shakes.

Second, a real man wakes up, steps outside on his back porch, shoots the first animal he sees with a blowgun, and then devours it either alive or freshly dead, cooking is for pussies. Then he smokes home grown tobacco out of a pipe made from his grandfather's fucking skull.

up and out for a 40 minute run at just after 7am. good cereal/museli (skim milk) and fresh orange juice. shower. teeth (don't floss). walk 15 easy minutes to work, leaving at around 8:10
