Is cereal a good thing to eat before or after exercise, carbs and protein am I right??

Really I just love cereal and eat it all the time :(

There's definitely protein in the milk though. I believe that it runs about 10 grams for 8 ounces. When a person (at least, of my size) needs no more than 75 grams of protein a day, milk is pretty useful.

OP, cereal is good if it's got decent fiber to fill you up. Other than that, you'll end up with some useless calories and a bit of protein

Vegetable PROTEINZ.

A good quality cereal is a great meal replacer if you're trying to lose weight, just dont' replace EVERY meal with it. Cereal is mostly a weight loss device, since it doesn't have any significant animal protein or minerals relevant to bulking up.

tl;dr, I wouldn't eat it after doing my cardio.
