sup /fit/, I've recently been sick for a week with the flu, in the process I lost quite a bit of weight and I'm feeling pretty weak. Whats a good way to slowly gain back muscle? I'm looking for a good workout and a high protein diet. I have two 20lb dumbbells to work with.

That is one happy mother fucking turtle. Wish I got that happy over strawberries man, look at that fucker, shit. You won't gain much muscle with 20lb dumbbells but then again you didn't have much to begin with amirite. A few key points will help you make lightweights feel heavy. Full body tension, like when doing a military press, keeping your shoulders down by tensing your lats don't shrug up at the top, give your shoulders a stable base by tensing your glutes and abs. You can make things harder than just pushing some weight and get to know your body in the process.

Totally the same thing going on with me, OP

I still can't eat anything without feeling sick...and I was starting to get penis lines, they're gone now from dropping too much weight.

Just start exercising again. You'll be alright. The last time this happened to me I just started out by taking walks in the morning to get my energy going, then I'd lift some weights, nothing too heavy, do some sit ups. Slowly you'll feel the energy come back

good luck
