Hail, /fit/!As you can likely figure from my name, I'm a wandering fa/tg/uy and looking to lose some of this weight, thus do I turn to you.I'm about 6'0" at just weighed in about 208 (have jeans on), so I'm looking to cut that back a bit and lose most of the pudge off my midsection.I already know my diet needs to change, and have a rough idea how it needs to change, but I'm a little less learned on the exercise thing. The only problem with ab exercises I'd have is that I injured my lower back a few years ago working for a family friend, so any real strain on that area leaves me practically couch-bound for days.I hope I've given you guys enough to help me out! <3Pic somewhat related, it's what I feel like.
