so tomorrow im supposed to do a 6 minute session of HIIT, but because of my recent excersize i've gotten shin splints, or more accurately a shin splint in my right leg. Should i skip my session tomorrow and give it the weekend to heal and get new shoes in the meantime?pic unrelated
Or you could do HIIT on something that doesn't make the shin splints angry (bike, elliptical).
op here...didnt know that it worked that well on a bike but i guess i could try it...dont have elliptical
protip: it takes longer than a weekend for shin splints to heal. If it isn't too serious, about a month.
