Hello /fit/.
I come to you in my hour of need.
Ever since high school, I've experienced excessive underarm perspiration. This has led to me being very self conscious around other people, and very nervous when I have to make presentations in the office building I work in.
I have tried a number of anti-perspirants, and nothing has kept me dry.
Lately I've been looking around the internet for a solution, and everything has been leading me to "Stop Sweating and Start Living", an ebook by Mike Ramsey.
I've also read reviews on the book and they've all told me that it works, and I have also read that the steps detailed in the book are similar to steps people who have written these reviews have used to stop their own excessive underarm perspiration.
So I ask myself, why do I have to fork over this money for an ebook if the secrets are known by others already?
I ask you /fit/, does anyone here know the secrets of this book?

Certain Dry...but it from wal-mart and use it for about a week and you will see a big difference. You use it before you go to bed but not after you take a shower, then use a little bit in the morning before you apply your deordant.

I use to sweat a lot too but Certain Dry works great, it use to be perscription only but now can get from wal-mart in the deordant isle...good luck hope that helps

This. It's actually called Certain Dri I believe, but yeah this shit works. I wore two shirts everyday to school due to my horrible perspiration, but this shit has put an end to that.

20/f here -- I had the same problem. I've got it under control for the most part now.

The trick is to first accept the fact that you sweat, and that other people do notice, and that there's nothing you can do about it. This will eventually take care of your anxiety about sweating, and you will SWEAT LESS, BECAUSE YOU'RE NOT WORRIED ABOUT SWEATING.

That's the hardest part. I used to ruin every shirt I owned. I was once told by some guy I fucked in college, "sorry, but I can't handle the fact that you sweat so much."

Now I am only sweating moderately (if at all –– I haven't even taken note of it lately.)

tl;dr: I think it's the nervousness about sweating causing you to sweat.

I seriously doubt a book is gonna help you with that. Ive had the same problem as you op and i tried everything, including the stuff you put on after showering the night before, odorex its called here. You can try wearing shirts where those sweat stains are not visible, i did that for a while.
Then a week ago i talked to a homeopath about this, and she gave me a medicine (sorry dunno what its called) and my sweating has lowered a lot, its not gushing down anymore, sometimes my armpits arent even wet after a day at school wtf.
So maybe try going to a homeopath?
