Oats. Everyone here swears by them.. so I want to incorporate them into what I already it.Is oatmeal a good source? Or do they add stuff to the Oats? I bought regular quaker oats oatmeal, gonna try to eat some each morning. It says to heat it up, do you guys heat it up too like normal oatmeal or do you put it on CC or yogurt in a raw form or something? Also any other great sources of oats? or do I just buy a raw bag of oats and eat em like in handfuls? or will i choke because it is so dry?(so add it to yogurt etc?)
I get quick cooking irish oats because I don't want to spend 30 mins cooking the motherfuckers. They taste yummy just with a little salt, but there's so many things you can add.
I eat it cooked plain or with some honey in it. I also mix it raw into yogurt or cottage cheese. Whatever you like, just don't sugar it up.
