I'm willing to bet I have a faster metabolism than anyone I know. I eat almost constantly and it makes no fucking difference.

What's a good way to put on (some)weight? Is there any temporary way to slow down a metabolism?

grind OATZ into poweder, mix with water 1/1, drink 500ml of that every 3 hours. Also add whey protein, olive oil, fish oil... and fucking TRAIN, then we'll see if you can't get some weight on
