if you are trying to gain weight its important to eat correctly, if you are trying to lose weight the most important thing is to not eat as much.
i myself am not some super serious bodybuilder, i have some protein mix, creatine, and i try to eat whenever i am hungry. i dont eat a bowl of brown rice and grilled chickenz 6 times a day though, but at the same time i dont see super impressive results either. im simply to lazy and poor to eat the highest quality food 6 times a day. if you want to get big dont take me for an example. if you are serious then go to bodybuilding.com and do everything they say. grab a calculator and prepare to go to the grocery store.
