I have a few questions concerning Clean & Jerks and Jump Squats.

Last week i did Clean & Jerks for the first time and i was wondering whether i should do one just clean to get the bar up and the rest of the sets jerks or if you are supposed to get the bar down again after each jerk.

And the question regarding Jump Squats.
Is it just going in a squat position and then jumping?
