How can I make the obvious even more painfully clear for you? THOSE WOMEN PICTURED WORK OF EXCESSIVELY (3+ hours per day, 6 days a week), MAKE GETTING HUGE THEIR GOAL IN LIFE. EAT ALL THE RIGHT FOODS TO GET THEMSELVES BIG AND MOST LIKELY ARE ON STEROIDS
Guess what bozo? You aren't going to wake up one day huge like these women. IT TAKES YEARS OF HARD WORK TO ACHIEVE THIS EFFECT.
So hypothetically if you see yourself getting too big, well, simple solution, stop doing those exercises or decrease the weight. I got news for you ladies though.. you're NOT going to get this big, and it won't happen unless you lift 6+ days a week, eat 150g of protein a day, and make it your goal to get big.
WHAT WILL REALLY HAPPEN IF YOU LIFT WEIGHTS is you'll get better tone and look far better than your 1.5 hours on the stairclimber.
The reason why you do not hear this from most people is (1) the good looking girls keep this a secret and (2) the rest of women know little to nothing about exercising.
