hey /fit/
I am 18 years old, i weigh 279 lbs and am 6'1" maybe 6'2"
the appropriate weight for my height is roughly 180-200 lbs
I want to lose weight.
I am rather strong, i can bench 185 lbs(max) and can squat 350 lbs(max)
All i want to ask is how can i go about losing weight the fastest.
Right now im considering to buy the Tony Hortons ten minute trainer an was wondering if anyone who had bought it before had any opinions.
At this point anything could help so have at.

Also sorry about the pic, new laptop, no pics on here except some of a camaro z28 im considering getting.

:o i bet you're doing SQUATZ wrong. A person who doesn't lift shouldn't be able to do 350 even though you weigh so much. Thighs parallel to ground or lower! And weak bench, go hit the gym. Get a few personal training sessions there if available or ask others for advice. I consider myself average strength age 19 5'9 200lbs bench 275 for reps. Squat 315 for a rep or two.
