hi /fit/i've been weight lifting on and off for several monthes now and i am able to spot noticeable progress. however the one thing that has been troubling me was the lower portion of my pecs. they are flabby and i would like to tone them so that my pecs are tilted downwards.what are good ways to work the lower portion of your pecs in order to tone them downwards?(pic related)

You just need to add more size to your pecs and lose whatever fat is making it look that way. Stay away from decline presses.
