OR Cheeseburger. Water to drink.Snack: Yogurt/Milk with Banana/Apple/other fruitDinner: Cheeseburger, Grilled Chicken or Assorted Meats on whole wheat. Water to drink.Swimming for half an hour.Snack: Yogurt/Milk with some fruit.Is this good /fit/?I don't have any whey.
