Sup /fit/, I'm 20, 6'1" and weigh about 155lb. While I am not fat, Whenever I lean over/sit down I look like it. I'm not looking to get a goddamned sixpack or anything I just want to tighten/tone/whatever my stomach area so I can just lean over and sit down without pudge/fat/whatever spilling over everywhere.Havent exercised since highschool, no idea what to do <_< or what to eat.
