I'm 6' and 170 lbs.I live on a farm, and therefore have just general muscle and no definition.I have a modest amount of weights, and pull-up bar, jump rope, whey protein, and a treadmill.I'm generally fit, but I need to push it some to get any results right?So, my question is, what should I do, about how much should I do it, and what's a good weight for a 6' guy?Pic is of me right now. :C
