i work out 3 days a week and i eat all the time without gaining any weight, amidoinitrite? Do i need to stop exercising and adopt a "diet" plan if i want to maintain my weights. HALP
6 small meals didn't really do shit for me so i stuck to 3 a day. try everything and find what works for you.
