That looks like a pretty solid formula. Whey itself should always be used immediately (Within 30 minutes tops) post work out (PWO), due to whey having the fastest speed of absorption among the different types of protein. It's also nice to see that it contains lots of other good stuff needed for muscle building and repair (Creatine, BCAA's).
The only question is what type of whey protein is it? Hydrolized whey is the best, followed by isolate and concentrate. As long as you have isolate or better, then this is a good product.
