Diet, for starts it's hard to stick with a one set diet, like those "eat all protein, no carbs." or "eat all veggies, no meat/eggs/dairy" ones. So it's mixed, though I keep track of caloric intake, limiting to around 1,000 to 1,500 a day. Then mix that with a fast pace walk 1 to 2 hours a day, sit ups, a belly dancing class a week, and then the general moving around during work, I'd thought it'd kinda burn up the calories throughout the day. I think the worst of it is trying to find a diet to stick to...
