Yeah, for serious, in order to keep your metabolism quick you've gotta eat often, but well. For example, a breakfast in the morning, then two to four hours later a handful of grapes for a snack, then lunch, then two snacks separated a few hours each, then dinner. The best thing to do to lose a bit more is to stop eating food about 3 hours before you go to sleep. eating a lot before going to bed doesn't metabolize very well. If you're a guy, to help lose fat and gain muscle you need to eat a lot of protein. There are these protein powder breakfast things that work rather well, or so my guy friends tell me.
