You really have to piss pound you calves and forearms to get them to grow. 3 sets of 10 won't do dick. Try a few sets of 100. You don't have to do them all in a row, just as many reps as you can until failure, then take a 10-15 sec break and repeat until you hit 100.
Works well with calf raises and wrist curls.
