hey /fit/so here's the deal - i want to put on weight and i would like most of it to be in muscle (obviously, I guess)i weigh like 115 at 5'8'', so i'm a scrawny motherfucker. i need to know how many calories i should take in per day and what kinds of foods i should be eating if i want to gain ~15 pounds in the next few monthsalso, any good exercises that can be done without hitting the weights would be greatly appreciated.
