Hay you guise. I have two questions. To help with your answers, I have two 25 lb. dumbbells that I can use.

How do you burn the fat in your inner thighs?

How do you burn man boobs? Do push-ups work?

Cant spot reduce fat man, got to do all over fat reduction with heavy cardio, try HIIT... google the tabata intervals and go wild, be ready for pain.

i guess you could hold the two 25 dumbells above your sholders and do...squats? YOu will want to curl those dumbells too, for decent biceps, although my biceps are medium & i curl 40's
To get of this tits/get pecks do push ups / jump push ups
I got nice pecks from doing two sets of 30 jump push ups.

Oh yah, ExRx shows the squats with dumbbells by holding the two dumbbells down at the hips and then plunging down and getting up. I've been doing those for a few days and can already feel the soreness. The soreness is right above the knee, but I don't feel it on the thighs really...

+1 for HIIT. Even a five minute morning workout will stay with you for the rest of the day.

If you're feeling particularly masochistic, find a nice hill and do sprints.
