okay I'm relaly tired of being overweight and figured I should do something about it. What would be a good work out to loose weight that does not take up too much of my time as I have studies to perform etc?

I've been concidering alot of Bicycling or promenading but I am not sure what, and what amount.

2k calories, no more soda (drink coke zero if you have to or hansens 0 cal soda), walk for an hour a day.

if you cant do that and see a difference, give up and accept the fatness.
