Hello /fit/, after my workouts, including days after, the joints that i've used start popping and making a "crick" sound everytime i use them. Is this normal? Or do I need to take some supplements for my joints?

any help?

i was not aware you could get supplements for your joints, but then you can get supplements for nearly everything these days, so it makes sense.

my joints click all the time, particularly my elbows, wrists and knees. my entire right hand clicks depending on the ways in which i move it, but thats because i've broken a lot of those bones before. the rest is just.. well iunno the reason for it, but it happens, and i'm fine.

Try getting some glucosamine and/or chondroitin. They're amino acid supplements for your joints.

have you tried glucosamine, msm, and chondroiten sulfate?

no i havent tried anything yet, thats why i came here asking for recommendations

clicking occasionally on its own is okay, but with weights and especially on every repetition I'm worried. See chiropractor. Hell just walk in and ask the receptionist or something

Maybe you're doing exercises wrong. Make sure you're using proper form or you could really fuck yourself up.

stfu, chiropractors fucking help. i smashed up my wrist tendon falling backwards on a C&J last december. my chiro would put the hand bones back in place, and do ART on my wrist extensors and this helped TONS. they dont just crack your back, they can do soft tissue work and help fix imbalances
