Hey /fit/
So... I have planter fasciitis. Could take 3 weeks before I can put any real weight on my foot again.

Any good routines that don't require me to put any weight on my foot? This also means I won't be going to the gym during that time and will instead be using my home weights.

handstand pushups?

I've been doing handstands already, but I find it hard to do handstand push ups. It puts a lot of strain on my wrists. Despite it I can do maybe 3-4 of them

I'm also thinking pull-ups. But after that I'm having a hard time putting together a rounded routine that doesn't involve standing at some point.

Dude, bro.

Don't immobilize it completely. Stretch it at not, maybe get a Straussburg sock. Freeze a plastic bottle of water and roll it back and forth on the tendons. Roll a tennis ball under there too. Self massage and gentle stretching are key.

Archmolds are so fucking cash for plantar, will help it heal quicker too

Cool, I'll look into these puppies. I just bought some new shoes as well as my last pair was well beyond its prime. Hopefully having new shoes will help out a bit since the old ones had long ago lost their shock absorption.

Thanks for the other tips as well, hopefully it'll get me back on my feet faster, I can barely walk as is. Ibuprofen doesn't do shit for Planter Fasciitis.

More like 3 months. Recovering from plantar fasiitis takes fucking forever. Shitsux.
That said, get custom insoles and stay mobile. When standing, put the weight on your heels, even if that's where it hurts most. Light stretching relieves the pain. You'll notice that it's worst in the morning and gets better during the day when you stay mobile.

Get an x-ray made to check if you have a heel spur.
