hello /fit/

i've come here to request some help. i'm gonna get right down to it. i'm really skinny, i weigh about 125 pounds to 130 pounds. it's always fluctuating but i can never seem to get higher than 130. i really need to start gaining some weight and then eventually i want to start working out to gain muscle.

i need to start on a diet that will make me gain a shitton of weight and i want to start today. no more fucking around.

can you guys please help me by suggesting a really good diet that can do this for me? i'm basically willing to do a full life overhaul at this point, so i'm open to everything.

picture isn't me, but i'm pretty comparable.

eat nuts, oats, meat, vegetables, oils, fats, milk, eggs, wholegrains, legumes. A whole fuckton of them.

also start weights as soon as you start bulking up your diet, no need for unneccesary fat gains.

see that's the thing, i eat shit like that everyday. i get double quarter pounders with cheese from mcdicks, baconators from wendys. i eat a lot of shitty food like that but don't gain a pound from it.
