Hi /fit/, my first post here ever.

Wanted to ask you advice with my training: I'm going to the gym and I go there approximately 3 times a week, and there I do different work outs, I do the same move 12 times, have a little pause, then do 12 moves again, pause and for the last time 12 moves. I believe that my workout is pretty much ok and so forth, but here comes the problem:

I don't eat. At all. Since I've been a child, I've never had appetite to eat a thing besides candy sometimes. And well, not even candy.

When I come out of the gym, I'm extremely tired and want to eat, and then I just take.. some bread. I usually eat few pieces of bread each day and that's it.

But now that shit is over. What kinda food should I buy to build up muscles as fast as possible? I have very low body fat (as you might guess.) and I'd love to get some mass also.

Thanks for your help, also tips for workout would be very nice, I'd love to get nice abs and chest!

If eating is a problem buy a weight gainer, if you can choke down a shake you can get 1500-2500 calories in one serving.
