I've got lots of deltoid and forearm muscle, but minimal biceps or triceps. Would swimming be a logical explanation for this? I've swam for almost 7 years and swam only 50's and 100's and had 2 A times, both in breaststroke, and BB times in the rest. And i just recently quit to play tennis.

yeah swimming builds well developed shoulder muscles and good back/abdomen muscles. Do more push-ups, don't stop playing tennis.
