It's better just to get plain yogurt and fresh fruit, as someone said. I like to have 1 cup of plain yogurt with 3/4 of a cup of blueberries, chopped strawberries, or blackberries, and then finish it off with glass of milk (soymilk in my case, but not everyone likes it). It tastes good, and it'll take care of your hunger much better than a slimfast shake will.
