Opt for the low-cal/sugar versions of whatever you're consuming. Same shit, less shit in it.

if you havent exercised much before go for low impact, start slowly. Swimming or biking is ideal. Try for maybe 30 mins relatively intensively at first, after a few weeks you can build it up...

You haven't said what your fitness is now, or what your weight is etc.

The fastest (but not the safest) way to lose weight, of course, is to lie in your bed with a huge jug of water and nothing else for about 4-5 days. Aside from going to the toilet and bathing yourself (remember to use lukewarm water, hot water will make you faint), you should never move about too much, because it will actually make you collapse. As you lie in bed, you will sleep more often, and that will curb your appetite.

It doesn't matter, you're fucking up your metabolism. Eat more often, like 5, 6 or maybe 7 small meals a day. This keeps your metabolism going allowing you to burn more calories throughout the day.

Also, I'm sorry to say but there is no fast and easy way to lose weight SAFELY without fucking up your body even worse, causing you to gain more weight after your diet/diet pill/drug is over. You're gonna have to just find some time and do some cardio and lift weights. It gets fun after a while.
