Never posted here before but, i've been interested in building up some more muscle and getting rid of some fat lately.I just have a couple of questions to ask.I'm 17 years old, nearly 18, 6foot 1 and about 13/14stone.I was wondering, what weight dumbbell/barbell should i use first off? cos i don't want to overdo myself straight away or use something far to weak?How often should i straight using weights a week?Cheers
