Okay /fit/ I have a question for you.

How the hell so i slim my upper thighs and love handles.
I ride my bike for an hour everyday and I eat pretty healthy. I do about 20 crunches a day. That's really about it.

What kind of exercises should i do?

each day do 20 crunches, some modified push up (on knees), like 50 jumping jacks, 20 lunges, then wait a few minutes and do it all again repeat until you are sweaty enough to warrant taking a shower.

Only way to do that is to decrease overall body fat percentage, but you are small enough, don't worry about it. Focus on increasing the QUALITY of your life through exercise and eating a balanced diet. You ride your bike for an hour everyday, GOOD. Keep doing that. You do 20 crunches per day? Switch to bicycle crunches to hit your oblique muscles, as well as the others! Do whatever form of pushups you can do every other day, do squats, lunges. What else do you want to do?

I don't see anything wrong with your body. WHy is it bothering you?

you look fine to me. The only thing you can really do is eat SMARTER(do some research) cardio and lift. Most girls don't lift, and you're already small enough to the point where if you lost any more fat through just diet and cardio you'd be bare bones.

The best thing you can do - mild lifting, cardio, and diet. You won't get huge unless you want to, don't worry about that. But if you want to lose any more fat without looking like a malnurished skeleton you need to have some all around muscle.

If a good portion of your body mass is muscle you will look better. A good level of muscle will make everyone attractive because of the way the body carries it.

The best thing any person can do (male or female) to improve their physique is heavy, deep free weight squats with a barbell. Focus on perfecting your form with lighter weight (you can find plenty of good examples online) and then on work on getting stronger every week after that.

Most girls never get over the fear of "becoming mannish" or whatever, which is why most girls never get the results they want.

Women can never put on muscle like a man, it's just physiologically impossible. They don't have the testosterone to really grow big. Women can definitely get strong, though, without looking like Arnold. Ya'll will just get lean. The only way females can look like those gross female freak bodybuilders is through steroids. Thankfully, the trend now is for female bodybuilders to look feminine and not like she-hulks.
