Dear members of the 4chan /fit/ness association,I have a growing concern that my upper and lower body are slightly relatively ill-proportioned. Could you please refer to the picture related and state your personal opinion on the matter at hand?

your calfs and upper arms should be around the same size
If your legs are huge that means you either work them out a lot or you're really fucking heavy
OP I'm the same way, solution is more long distance cardio and more upper body weight training, with less emphasis on lower body workouts (ie. squats, deadlifts etc.)
