What other protein besides meat and eggs can I eat. I eat chicken and turkey breast for almost every meal except a few which I use eggs and tuna for. So other than those three things, what else can I eat?
Oh and no dairy because I'm lactose intolerant.

nuts, lentils, beans, tofu.Peanut butter is one of the most delicious and cheap sources of protein.
