Hey /fit/ just posting an update for you people

Highest Weight: 315
Current Weight: 250
Height: 6'4"
Goal Weight: 200 with low bf

Eating healthy, not overeating and exercising everyday.
Went from getting winded from walking to jogging in the morning now.
Went from couldn't do a few push ups on my knees to almost able to do clapping push ups now.

im vey close to you op. im 6"4 started at 290 and am now 258 and my goal is aroun 200 as well, its taken me since june 26th to get where i am today and i hope to be close to my goal when next june rolls around.
