What did you have for breakfast /fit/?

I had:

-5 whole wheat tortillas (8g of protein and 12g of fiber per serving) at 80 calories each
-1 piece of dried white apricot at 20 calories
-1tbsp of almond butter at ~100 calories

In all I ate:

520 calories
44g of protein
63g of fiber
~100g of carbs
~10g of good fats

a bunch of hashbrowns with ketchup.
2 slices of buttered wheat toast.
2 glasses of milk
2 cups of coffee with extra milk and sugar

I was too lazy to cook today

1/2C frozen blueberries
1oz walnuts
1 small banana

This is the best breakfast ever. I switch out the frozen berries with some other kind of frozen berry every once in a while. I also eat almonds instead of walnuts sometimes. But, this is the best breakfast ever.
