Underweight = <18.5 Normal weight = 18.5-24.9 Overweight = 25-29.9 Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
I am assuming its fat and not muscle OP (else you wouldn't be asking). Do some HIIT to drop a few pounds, you need to be looking at losing around 20 pounds
