Bent-over Barbell Rows, /fit/, how far do you bend over? Do you leave the bar hanging from your arms or deload after every rep?

If ye do Pendley Rows thou shall deload after each of thy reps.
Ye should have a torso close to paralel, as this involves the intended target better.
