Cramps Anonymous
Hello /fit/. Just dropping to see if there's anybody out there in the same situation as I am in right now. For the last two weeks, I have discontinued my cardio-training due to my laziness.

I wanted to start off fresh again and build from bottoms up. However when I warmed up for the first 5 mins with a light jog, I experienced a major cramp that prevented me from carrying out my cardio routine. (at the same time I could barely walk...)

What should I do? Should I go on easy tomorrow again with power walk instead?

What is your body type like?

First off, TOTALLY FUCKING WEAK DUDE. Find out your reason to be motivated and get healthy. Don't do it for selfish reasons. Think long and hard. Don't let it happen again. You put this on yourself.

Second, did you stretch first? It's tedious and I know you want to get back on track after taking so long off but hold each position for 30 seconds and don't rush it. Relax. Stretch then go light to begin. There probably will be pain though if you're just jumping right back on to what you were doing before thinking you can still pull it off after TWO FUCKING WEEKS. geez... what's your eating habit like?

As for my built, I am 5'11, 174lb. Lean.

I usually run a level 9 - 10 on a standard beep test for warm up just to let No.207560 know. And yes I did stretch, both upper and lower body.

My eating habits is a lovely bowl of cereal in the morning with a piece of toast. As for lunch whatever the cafe provides due to work. As for dinner, something light, (a bowl of rice, and whatever the dish for that night is, and a bowl of chinese soup.).

If your problem is merely laziness then you have to remind yourself what you are doing this for... usually your health or at least your discipline/will

It was simply a shift change for those two weeks. from the afternoon to midnight. Now I am back on my regular afternoon shifts.
