So, I can't decide what to do.
I started a KETO diet almost two weeks ago and I love it. But I can't decide if I should hold back on doing HIIT (I'm still going to the gym to lift weights though) or even LISS.
I figure it would be better to do LISS? My heart rate seems a little bit elevated when I'm not doing anything though ): (When I stand up its about 90-100 as opposed to 85, sitting around 75-80 as opposed to 55-65)
WHAT DO I DO /fit/?
