Ok /fit/wtf.to make a long story short, I did some Physical training shit with a buddy of mine. The next day after, I could barely move. Its day 3 and I can still can't raise my arms above my shoulders.I'm not a fatty, But I have next to nothing in muscle mass. How long is this pain going to last and How slow should I take my next workouts?My Goal is to become as sexy as bigboss.

also, you're not getting enough food. carbs, protein, fat, water. If I don't eat enough and drink enough, I get more sore than i otherwise would.
You just need some protein.
