So I just moved into my room for college. I'm going to a tech school that doesn't have a food program, and I have no freakin clue how to feed myself properly. I have horrible eating habits already... for instance if I'm busy at work or something sometimes I'll just put off eating all day, and I often just get fast food when I don't have anything pre-made to stuff in my mouth.

tl;dr: can you guys offer some healthy, college-budget-friendly stuff to eat?

I've also found if I steam some veggies, whether they be the "steam in bag" from Wal-Mart, if you throw some "light" dressing like Catalina or Italian, you can add IMMENSE flavour without sacrificing healthiness.

Invest in a Rice Cooker, I got one and it saves me a huge hassle of making rice every day. Also you can add stuff like teryaki chicken, or your favorite veggies to it and make a nice healthy meal.

Plus take a good multivitamin. Go to GNC and ask what the guys in their reccomend to get everything a guy (or girl) your age needs.
