/fit/, if I want to maintain my current weight but replace fat with muscle, should I be telling the "Daily Plate" website that I want to stay the same weight or gain weight?
and I of course mean stay GENERALLY the same weight, I am aware putting on muscle will make me somewhat heavier
it is faster to bulk then cut then it is to build mussel without gaining weight
so is that a "gain m0ar weight" answer?^
