Whey Protein - nuff said.

Kre-Alkalyn - (creatine) why i use it over normal creatine? Ph Correct creatine, it stable and doesn't lose potency before reaching muscle. No side effects (bloat). No loading, no cycling.

Solgar Formula V VM-75 Multi Vit - shit ton of vitamins, amino acids and chelated minerals. No salt, no sugar, no starch.

Solgar Cold pressed Flaxseed oil - Fatty acids.

ZMA - bought this today to give it a tryout. won't vouch for it YET but heres what it says. Deiciencies in zinc and magnesium are common in athletes, and result in reduced testosterone levels, lack of performance, reduced recovery, cramps and tiredness. I suffer from most of these. The tablets are supposed to help you have more REM sleep cycles (rapid eye movement) allowing better growth per hour since you dont wake up and are deeper in sleep. I sleep quite lightly so i hope it helps.

goat whey- fast absorbing for post workout
cheap ass whey- cause its cheap and better for bedtime
lipidex- eating fat= fat loss
glucosamine sulfate- cause my joints feel it sometimes
multi-v cause ur fukin stupid if you don't take one
MHP trac extreme- creatine, NO, caffeine rolled in one for size, pump and endurance
l-glutamine and other aminos- cause unless you are eating atkins, paleo or zone youre probly not getting enough
