Hey /fit/

While I was on the exercise bike tonight, I was talking to my buddy on the cell and he goes:

"I never use an exercise bike. That fucks with your equipment. Haven't you heard. Guys that do a lot of cycling have trouble getting it up. It cuts off the blood flow and stuff..."

Any truth to this? Should I be leery?

There is truth to it, but it's also talking about an extreme amount of cycling while leaning forward: that's the only position that crushed your scrotum. You shouldn't have any problems if you do it like, every day for a year, it takes a very long time to set in. Consult a doctor if you have any special conditions or need a real answer; consult wikipedia or 4chan if you want "good enough" answers.

I would put my money on True. Even with those special seats it still feels like someone just got done punching me in my dick after I get off one of those stationary bikes.
Running and Rowing are my preferences.

For what it's worth, I distinctly remember hearing from TV that a lot of cycling makes you go sterile eventually. I would rate it as more than just a myth or rumor, but not quite a precise fact.

I bike 45 minutes a day commuting, for 10 years like this. My friends are shocked when I say it doesn't bother me. The pressure is right there. Fapping over the years, I've noticed less semen. I never got the money shots in pornos, well only in when I'm really turned on, but that's very rare. Usually like just burst or so, the rest that comes is very insignificant.

So there you go, anecdotal evidence.
