so, i have a question. I go to the gym and i mostly lift weights, i dont do much cardio because i hate running. When i work out, a lot of the time im sitting on one of the machines or lifting sitting down. And my ass sweats a lot.is there any way to decrease/stop asssweat?

Just deal with it. Put a towel down before sitting on the machine.

Your body is supposed to sweat. Its how it regulates temperature. If you stop sweating, you will overheat and possibly die in a very short period of time. There was a guy who wore a skin tight latex suit and went outside and was trying to jump into a lack to "swim like a fish" but the latex bound his legs together, so it was really hard for him to hop there, and he got heat stroke and died in about 15 minutes.
