So, /fit/. I'm 18, about 5'10-5'11 and I weigh about 164 lbs. I've got man-tits and a gut. Halp.
The only exercise I get is from shooting a basketball/running up and down the court trying to make lay-ups for about an hour every day/every other day. I've been doing this for about a week or two now. But, what I'd like to know is how to get rid of my man-tits and my gut. I've tried doing sit-ups and push-ups but I don't know how many I should do and how often etc. Advice?

The sit-ups will help define the shape of your stomach once all the fat is gone.
If you've been fat a long time - start rubbing vitamin D on your problem areas to combat the impending stretch marks

you are far larger than 164. judging by chin , tits and height. I'd say 190-200

I'm not sure how at that weight he's overweight though. Maybe he cannot use a scale properly. Or a tape measure.

Actually I can sympathize with this guy, I am 5'9-5'10 and I have a tiny guy and tits... like they are not completely outrageous but they do exist.

OP just do ALOT of cardio and life weights. Also no eatting like a pig (at this wieght and stuff you won't need to starve yourself or diet but you can't go binging)
