/fit/, what the fuck.
Okay, I have been eating tons of food... 1000 calories per meal, approximately. Maybe over, sometimes 1200.
Now, based on my BMR, to lose weight, it says I need like 484 calories per meal ONLY to lose weight. I'm like "What the fuck" because back when I was like 135-140, I'd eat 250-300 per meal. And even after eating about 500 calories per meal, I feel hungry as fuck... like my stomach is hurting. I started eating in the 800 calorie per meal range for two weeks, and today, I started 500. Should I maybe make it 600ish so that I adjust better?

you're kind of all over the place buddy.

check your weight and see how many calories you need to gain/lose/maintain same.

if you're working out you need a bit more.

500 calories above your daily amount makes you gain weight, usually muscle if you're weight training.

your calories should be SPREAD OUT during the day. eat every few hours. not 3 gigantic meals.

I know, I know how it works.
My BMR is 2900, with exercise 3 times a week, apparently. So, 500 below that is 2400 ish.
It worked out to 484 calories a meal, but even eating 500 a meal, I'm hungry as fuck inbetween meals.

I remember eating like 5000 calories a day or close, I think, to gain weight this quickly.
But now, at 500 a meal, I get hunger pains. I'm fucking hungry all the time. Please help.
