Several months ago I moved into my dormitory and since then I have had very frustrating sleep patterns. I never get tired until around three in the morning and thats at the earliest. That is pretty normal for me. The hard part is waking up. When my alarm wakes me up I feel almost paralyzed. I literally cannot get up except to hit the snooze button I have no control. I dont gain any semblance of conciousness untill I've had an energy drink. Any ideas or tips on what I can do?

quitting is easy.

First, go to a head shop and pick up some whippets. every time you get a craving, just do a whippet in a private place. You'll wonder why you ever started doing such a shitty drug like tobacco in the first place.

If you aren't disciplined enough to keep your finger off the trigger, you don't have the conviction to stop smoking.

So don't even try you fucking piece of shit.

Haha I was addicted to smoking for a while

Funny as shit. Before I smoked, I chewed nicorette for the stimulant aspect when I REALLY needed to stay awake to study and shit (computer science major). One night while drinking, my friend gave me a cig. Woke up in the morning wanting to smoke more than I could ever imagine.

Got the flu 6 months later, for a week couldnt eat anything, everything tasted like shit. including smoking. haven't since. lucky I guess.
