So, /fit/, I'm a perennial fatty with a bmi of 28, a gut, I guess what you would call small "moobs" with that annoying thing that makes the areola puff out. I'll save you the horror by not posting a pic. Needless to say I'm very self conscious about my body and typically try and wear puffier shirts and stuff to hide it. In the past I've tried to exercise more and eat healthier <insert diet cheating lazieness tl;dr here> blah blah blah.

I've been running more frequently at night and after doing 3.4mi in ~36 minutes I've decided I'm going for the 100 mile month. I'm pretty sure I've built my joints up enough to handle it. Any suggestions (other than eat less fatty), additional workouts I should be doing to round out the cardio, or should I just do the running and stfu?

Ok if your really serious about doing this then you need to remember a few things.

Dont Push yourself. An injury can mean a death sentance for your weight loss endevors. Know your own body and don't try and keep up with anyone but yourself.

You also should be doing light muscle training after doing ANY cardio because it increased power, muscle control, and generally makes you a better runner.

No red meat before noon, lots of oats, drink FUCKING GALLONS of water. Like holy-shit-my-piss-is-clear gallons. If you are really worried about your joints you can take suppliments that supposedly add extra joint lubrication.

From your numbers you sound already like a pretty adept runner. Good luck.

Thanks. Yeah, I just run by myself. Is iced tea a possible substitute for water?(I drink it like a fish)

if you're up for burning fat, try running in the morning before breakfast.

first time you try you'll be exhausted, but eventually your body will get into the rhythm. and since you've got no calories on-hand (fucking no midnight snacks, shit) it uses stored fat.

lean breakfast, lots of protein after

Actually you still have glycogen stores in the morning, though by logic obviously not as much as you would at say mid-morning.

K, are eggs too fattening? I'm guessing sausage is, but hell they make turkey sausage.

Also I've been taking marijuana by using a vaporizer. No tar <3. Does this increase your metabolism too? I've heard the upped metabolism is what generally causes the munchies, however this info is from stoners and as such is not trusted.

Since when is there tar in marijuana

No "tar" per se as that is a word specific to tobacco, but the marijuana combustion process is by no means pure or complete, the smoke you breathe in has alot of very hot, relatively toxic things. Now they aren't really carcinogenic so you don't have to worry about cancer, but you do damage your lungs in the process, although this heals rather quickly. Still I've never been able to run immediately after smoking, but I do it all the time with the vape.

have you thought about trying interval training, it has been showing to burn 3x more fat than endurance running in an equivalent amount of time

Eggs have about 5 grams of fat and 70 calories each. So, yes, they can add up very quickly.
