/fit/, I am not.
I am 22, about 210 lbs and 5'10", so I'm not hugely overweight, but I am not in good condition that's for sure.

I eat fairly well during the day, but I have a bad habit of eating at night (whether its right before I go to bed, or when I wake up randomly through the night) I know this is whats probably killing me. Now, I am trying to phase it out, but is there anything that is better to eat at night? fruits? no carbs? jerky? Right now I'll eat cereal or other random junk food which can't be good for business.
