How many months ago exactly did you give birth? If you start too soon (and without doctor's ok) your body will tell you (massive bleeding). Since you're breastfeeding, you should really take it easy since breastfeeding burns a LOT of calories anyway.
For cheap cardio, put baby in a stroller and jog/walk behind it. I wouldn't suggest running with the stroller though.
Also for the belly, Palmers makes firming belly butter lotion that works well. Comes in scented and non-scented.
