Im seriously thinking about juicing/roiding, my pecs are pissing me off-they look good after ive done bench/flies (the "pump") but then a few hours later they go back to looking shit. Ive been failing reps lately aswell and i havnt changed a thing in my routine,
Ive only been lifting a year but my attention has been on my pecs 60% of the time.
Anyone help? will dem squatz help release dur testosterone?

Oh and roids help you recover and make you able to work longer. They don't give you HUEG PEX just by taking them
