Sup /fit/. I'm a 20yr old male and I used to play high school football back in the day when I was 17yrs. For the past half a year I've had the itch to get back into the game, like in all seriousness, I want to play again. So I've decided to attempt a walk on at my D1 University. I've been going to the gym hitting the weights, running sprints, and all that good stuff. I've been taking two supplements as of now: some weigh (w/e) protein, and some O2 booster. I have good recomendations, and people from the inside of the team. Any comments on what you think might help me?Also, I play linebacker, and I'm at 220lbs mix of muscle and fat more muscle though. What weight should I aim for?
