I'm very, very shy about working out, even in front of people who are even worse than I am and aren't going to criticize. I'm not sure why, I just tend to be a private person and find one's workout to be a private thing. So at the moment, I get up before my roommate to work out, which consists of sit ups, lifting (I use a brick of indefinite weight. I just know I feel it when I've been lifting it) and sometimes sprinting. I run from one end of the house to the other, kneel and touch the baseboard, up again, sprint back to where I started and touch that baseboard, for as long as I can. This sometimes has the unfortunate side effect of waking the roomie.
Which is where my question comes in. Having explained where I am, where I'd like to go, and my situation, what kind of workout do you recomend?
