Hey /fit/

question on constipation. I have the same life, workout routine and healthy eating habits as usual but since last night I feel like there's a massive log of shit in my ass the size of my forearm and it's not coming out. I feel like it's going to come out so every hour at home or class I run to the washroom for nothing. I feel it there... fuck it's making me rage.

Any reason this is happening? Just regular random constipation? I am pretty stressed this week because I barely made some essay deadlines, could stress help constitute constipation?

Any home remedies ore type of food you guys suggest? I refuse to use shit from the pharmacy.

Milk and sweet tea are yummy diuretics, should loosen up ur poo.

Also, if you don't eat fast food often, grab a 3/4 pounder meal at wendy's .....

i don't eat fast food alot, and when i did that, I had the shits for a week straight, and they smelled the worst.

Coffee is a good diuretic if you drink heaps. I'd just go to a pharmacy or something.

oatmeal, eat a freaking ton. Should do it. Stress can cause this. Also drink coffee and tea. Tea may be better as it could help your stress level too, coffee may irritate it.

Ignore the idiot who told you to eat fast food meat. It is loaded with preservatives which will back you up more. Fresh fruits and veggies should help, too.
