Google Paleo or Zone diet. Learn to cook, cut anything out of your diet that gets processed in a fuckin' factory.
Read "Starting Strength". http://www.startingstrength.com/ and go to amazon and look for the author "Stew Smith". Alot of bodyweight, military based strength training there. Get one and start learning.
Start slow and light, don't go to heavy too fast.
