Hi /fit/I've been trying to stack on weight for the past year and I've only managed to put on 9kgs (goes up or down 1-2 kgs every week or so) but it requires me eating a fuckton ie. to the point where I want to throw up. Is there another way to keep my weight without eating like a fat cunt?
