Down from 224 lbs six weeks ago
Goal is 190 by July 1
Daily exercise: 20 bw SQUATZ, 20 bw lunges, varying styles of pushups until failure (40-80), varied ab routine - sit ups, bicycle kick, leg lifts etc until failure (100-200)
Up to 4km rowing machine (target: at least 1km every 4 1/2 minutes), 12km bike (target: under 29 mins)
5 mins HIIT on ellipticals, then 3x10 ab cruncher 45lb reps, some tricep / chest exercise on controlled weights, sometimes biceps (strength not a focus right now, just weight loss)
Then sauna for as long as I can... will work treadmill + swimming into regime once I'm < 200lbs.
