I dont eat enough to begin with my diet is quite bad to begin with. I usually dont eat breakfast cause im in a rush. Dont get a lunch often because i dont have time in the morning. I usually get home and eat an emense amount of food. example. 2 sandwiches,4 pizza pockets, 4 waffles, bowl of a high suger cereal, and coke. then have a normal supper with the family 2 hours later.
I plan to change my foods. I know I need alot of vegatables im eating alot of carrots and low fat dairy products for my skin. Dirt like pizza pockets and sugar cereals have to go, Im sort of over them anyway they make me sick now.
I was mainly asking for a diet idea. not so much a manditory arangment. Like what is an average breakfast, average lunch, and average dinner. Really what I'm saying is I've really never been taught.
