Help me out, /fit/. When I go to the gym, I warm up for 10 minutes, lift, and then attempt to do cardio because I heard somewhere that you should do cardio after lifting, not before.

The problem here is after lifting, all ambition is gone to do cardio and I end up going home.

TL;DR: Is it better to do cardio BEFORE or AFTER lifting?

After lifting, I believe.

Why after lifting?

I always feel too tired after lifting so I do it before

After.

I'm typically pretty tired after lifting too...my advice is give yourself like a 5 minute break after your last set, drink water, sit down for a bit THEN hit up your cardio. That little bit of rest helps me.

But why after?
