You need to speak louder. He can't hear you down there on his stumpy little legs.

SKINNY TALL PEOPLE? YOU KNOW THEM MOTHERFUCKER?
>> Anonymous
>>269244
so you're in the weakfag category then? Tall or short, skinny or obese, if you did even a minute amount of physical labor in your life you'd be able to squat relatively, if not absolute, a decent weight. But hey, at least you're trying to get stronger. Don't bawwwww on me.

I was on the 5x5 program. Started with 90 lbs and gradually, with determination and dedication worked it up to a max of 245 over a course of about 6 months. I'm 5'6 125lbs. Also gained about 10+lbs of muscle on this shit. The most important thing is your diet and sleep as thats where the muscle recovery begins. Stick to it and nothing can stop you. You're only stopping yourself from success.

I lost my virginity on stronglifts 5x5

OP here.
Uhh... no. Tomorrow will be my third day.

I tried the program last week with smaller weights. This week, I started with serious weights.

Everyone saying "LOL YOUR STARTING WEIGHTS SUCK" or anything to that effect is a fucking raging faggot and should be ignored. You always start low, you start low because you are giving yourself a chance to learn proper technique before you start properly pushing yourself. Keep steadily increasing it as the program suggests and you'll hit a respectable weight within about 2 months.

I frontsquat 150 lbs 5x5 and am 6'4.
Squatting is a pain in the ass for me.
I deadlift 230 lbs 5x5.
That's after 3 months of training.
Don't know if that's good or bad, but that's all my body is capable of.
