My routine is now
Day 1: Chest and Biceps
Day 2: Back, Triceps, shoulders
Day 3: Lower Body
I repeat this over and over, should I include some days for rest inbetween occasionaly?

i hate those fucking machines, i have to use them during fitness class at uni or i won't graduate apparently this semester. AWESOME I LOVE DOING FUCKING HAMSTRING WHATEVER MACHINE AND HAVING MY HAMSTRINGS FEEL LIKE SHIT SO I CANT FUCKING DEADLIFT OR ANYTHING FOR 2 DAYS FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT MACHINES

I wasn't talking about the fucking machines. Get on a good barbell routine, alternate squats, bench presses, and power cleans with squats, presses, and deadlifts every other day 3 days a week.

I know how to use a barbell, that's why machines are the devil

but if you are doing those exercises everyday, then you are bound to burn out. almost all those exercises are total body, so whether you want to work your legs doing squats you're always working your core as well
