I'm in dire need of suppliments, which ones /fit/ uses? and why?

I'm also looking for protein.

What does /fit/ eat?

What does /fit/ use?

What does /fit/ drink for a protein shake?

I eat clean foods, produce, lean meat, eggs, all of that other crap.

I use the whey I get at the corner health market, suits me just fine.

2 scoops of whey and a dash of oatmeal in water for a shake.

why are you in such dire need? need something to make up for lack of training intensity? they both work well but most of the time people use one at the expense of the other

I eat lots of whole wheat bread, eggs, natural peanut butter, oatmeal, kashi go lean crunch, lots of turkey, fruits and veggies, nuts, milk, other random shit.

As far as supplements I use a Opti-men multivitamin, Optimum Nutrition Whey protein, fish oil, cytogainer, and a little bit of creatine (I've been out for a few months but I'm picking some up soon).

All you really need is whey protein and a multivitamin. I use the cytogainer for a good insulin spike post workout; It's also got L-glutamine and a bit a creatine. Obviously I'm using it to bulk up. If you're just starting out I wouldn't recommend creatine. Take it after a few months of seeing some good gains. ON Whey protein is relatively cheap, it's got great amino chains, and it actually tastes good.

OP hur.
I'm not exactly in dire need, It's just that I'm seeing little results and I've been going to the gym five-to-six days for the last two months. I see that I lift more. But no results.

I've had insane results with arachidonic acid, but its costly. try iForce Max Out, its new, but its the same thing as Xfactor (which I had insane results on), plus some other very nice goodies, for the same price as the xfactor. Just remember, you need to take it for 50 days so buy 2 bottles. this plus a mass gainer, you WILL be happy.
