Wooo, 50 lb today, /fit/. I started to eat better and do cardio everyday for 60 min since around mid-late January, and I have gone from 196 lb to 146 lb. 11-16 lb more, and I'm average weight for my height (5'4", male).

Congrats dude.
Now yell at the fatties who think it's impossible to lose weight.

Well hopefully you did this for yourself, rather then for getting attention from da girlz, because no girl would want you to fuck them.

Fuck you OP. I started my diet/exercise routine about the same time and I'm only pushing a 20lb loss.

Guess it helps if I don't cheat 4x a week.

Actually, if I wasn't the type that didn't have patience, I'd want your way more. I can't imagine myself being able to cheat at all and lose weight. And cheating and still losing anything would be fine with me. But, like I mentioned, I've averaged about 10 lb a month, so it's pretty obvious my diet and cardio is pretty hardcore.

The weird thing is me is that I can make small replacements without adjustments the rest of the day and I fucking gain weight. But I eat half a pizza in the morning and a few chicken salads for the rest of the day and lose.

Frankly, I could easily have a healthy exercise regimen with no energy loss on like 1000 calories a day and drop weight like a stone, but I'm trying to do the tightrope walk by eating more and exercising more. Needless to say I've stumbled over the wrong side of said tightrope on more than a few occasions.
