whats the best/quickest way to build a six pack, i have virtualy no stomach fat so I don't need to loose any, just build the muscels

Crunches and protein (or leg raises if you have a pull up tower/something you can support yourself from by your arms, with your legs free)
and HIIT, Tabata or any other cardio to make sure you keep that BF% looooowwww.

Leg lifts are quite viable when lying down as well. Just make sure you have something straight to lay on, and hold on to something above your head.

This is true. Unless you just had your bodyfat tested and can really say you're below 8%, you probably have too much fat.

Not OP. I've tried doing leg lifts while lying down but found that my lower back started to hurt. Are you supposed to lift your ass up a bit too when you raise your legs or just press your lower back down?
