6', 85kg (187lb). I don't know if I should try and get some muscles, or to cut down then bulk up again. Do I still have to eat shitloads if I do decide to go the muscle route, or can you "turn" existing fat into muscles? Likely a very stupid question, but I have no idea.
I have the same problem and I find it more hortative to be lean and then build muscle, instead of being chubby and working out.
Just go straight for the muscles, 190 is pretty good for your height (Same height, trying to get down to 190 or so).
