You are lazy and not serious enough to want to lose weight.
How long did it take to put in those 20 lbs of fat? way more than a year.
So yea eat a big breakfast with eggs, cereals/oatmeal. have 4 small meals during the day. containing 50% carbs 30% protein and healthy fats.
Also run out side or something or do shit at home like pushups, jumping jacks, skip rope etc
