OK, so looking over all this I was thinking maybe this would be better?
Breakfast - muffin + orange juice Lunch - ham and cheese sandwhich or salad on some days Dinner - 1 chicken breast + noodles Apple/Banana as a snack throughout the day + drinking water throughout the day
I dont like eating the same thing every day, but theres really not a whole lot of food I like to eat to begin with, so I dont have much choice. Broccoli is about the only vegetable I like to eat, so I figure on some days I can substitute that with the noodles.
Lets say I follow this exact diet every day, never cheating, etc, how much weight do you think I would lose a week/month? I'm basically just trying to lose as much fat as fast as I can, no exact date, but I'm hoping to maybe be in decent shape by Septemberish? I dont know.
