Greetings /fit/izens! After lurking for so long, you have inspired me! For the last month, I have been to the gym 6 days a week for 1 - 2 hours, doing cardio (cycle on its highest resistance setting, then treadmill on its steepest setting) I've been doing squats with 140 lbs [any more and I risk screwing up my back...doc's orders] and eating my oats for breakfast. The 6 meals a day thing still eludes me, but Thank you /fit/! I feel healthier than I can ever remember, and am noticing a change in my clothes. In 2 years I will be the muscle bound mini-hulk that I have always dreamed of being!

Your form is wrong on squats, and your doctor doesn't know shit about weight training and is not qualified to make statements about it.
