Me again. In all seriousness, just do bodyweight exercises. Pushups, situps, squats, isometrics, pirated tae bo tapes, anything. When people talk about the best of the best exercises on this board, they are entrenched in min/maxing: getting the most out of every ounce of effort put into it. However, anything you do (that doesn't injure you) will give you progress.
Also, if you ARE in college, they are almost certain to have a communal gym that'll cost you nothing to peruse. Look into it.
