I actually think that is 135 and his back is rounding like crazy and he really need to put that down. What is that kid like nine? That is just irresponsible.

Before my lower back injury (a couple week ago) I could do 15 reps at 140lbs without too much strain, could probably do 25 or so at that weight - "estimated" 1repmax of 210-270. I've never really tried moving the weight up; I had planned to but threw out my back doing other stuff so I can't really deadlift again yet. I plan to push up the weight as I get back into it.

And you might be surprised by how much you can do your self just by using good technique. I've been training this 17 y/o kid that started off only being able to do 205 lbs for a set of 4, and after 4 months he can now deadlift 315 lbs for a set of 10. He weighs 143 lbs
