I decided to listen to you guys and I tried out squats today.

I'm sore as fuck. Fuck you. I had a class afterwords which was a 20 minute walk uphill and I had to fucking CRAWL.

On a less trolling note, my right collarbone (clavicle?) is sore as a bitch. My friend broke his collar bone when he was doing squats and I dont want it to happen to me.

PS: I was using a smith machine because I didnt want to kill myself, im sure you'll understand

front squats are likely even better for the unwashed as they FORCE you to have 'more' proper form than what u can get away with doing backsquats
