Ok /fit/ I need a good diet to start along with my usual work out routine. I never gave much thought to nutrition so i figure i should start now.

I' m not following that diet at the moment as I'm working towards other goals ( i'm a boxer and a fighter >> 281132 is me ). But it's the most sensible guideline you could find on the internet.
