Cutting and bulking are for STEROID users. You don't need to go on an insane binge and cut the fat off after. The whole bulk/cut myth has gone too far, just because pro bodybuilders cut and bulk to push their body beyond natural limits, doesn't mean you have to cut/bulk to reach perfectly attainable goals.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO LOSE FAT AND GAIN MUSCLE AT THE SAME TIME. IN FACT IT'S NOT JUST POSSIBLE, IT'S FUCKING EASY.

Eat enough food to sustain you, don't bother counting calories like a dick. When you're ripped, eat a bit more and slowly build muscle up. Without steroids, eating a shitload isn't gonna get you there any faster, cos you'll lose it in the "cut" anyway. These things take time.

Cutting and Bulking are by no means reserved for STEROID users. It is so frequently used amongst bodybuilders of all varieties (juicing, non-juicing) because it works and it works well.

Trying to keep a trim figure whilst putting on significant weight is an unwarranted strain. Sure, you can put on muscle whilst keeping a low bf%... but for people wishing to make large gains in size/strength, it is a fucking stupid approach to take. It is much more practical to put on as much weight as possible, as quickly as possible and THEN concentrate on shedding excess poundage.

Trying to keep your abs visible while also aiming to see a decent increase in muscle mass is a pretty futile goal. This is why bulking and cutting are such firmly established practices.

Also, probably not a good idea to go calling people faggots when you're the one so obessed with being "ripped" (<GAY) that you feel the need to post a hate rant on /fit/ about how a very well established bodybuilding practice is only for STEROID users who are FAGGOTS.
