and how many times a day are you suppose to exercise a day? cuz I do it in the morning then I eat breakfast (kashi cereal with whole milk)

Eat light meals multiple times a day, mostly containing protein. Then, run/swim/jump/stairclimb/whatever anything that gets your heart rate up above normal for at LEAST 30 minutes a day, closer to 60 if you want to see dynamic results.

Make sure you get your vitamins and you'll be good to go.

A food diary is a journal you keep of what you eat, when you eat it and in what amount. It is a no-bullshit record of how much you're putting in your body.

Fatties usually eat way more than they think they do while skinnies eat way less. A food diary helps both accomplish their goals.

You have to be under 5 feet, otherwise you're a nut.

Begin to limit your calories, go at it until you're about 500 calories below your normal caloric intake. Do cardio- don't overdo it, but you shouldn't just take a leisurely walk. And just because you're limiting your calories doesn't mean you should eat 1000 calories' worth of crap a day. Actually eat healthy, and try making your diet consist of low-calorie foods like vegetables and fruits, yet still making sure you're eating enough protein.
