Well this has to do with health...

For the last 3 months I've been depressed, real depression. I wake up sad for no reason, shit's so annoying. The thing is, I don't get these sad feelings when i'm with people, so I'm not sure if i truly am depressed or if i'm just sad..

Either way, i'm not taking anything or telling anyone, i just want to know so I know what's ruining my life :D

The source of your feelings could be anything from inconspicuous psychological oddities to dissatisfaction with some aspect of your life you simply aren't really seeing.

If you're not going to investigate it with a psychologist, you'll just have to manifest your own sources of happiness.

Might as well add other weird mental things about me..

I have OCD (I check doors are locked several times), but i'm thankful for it as all my doors are mother fucking locked and i guarantee it. The thing is.. my OCD has branched out recently to the point where I think everything is going to kill me.. Pain in my foot? I have diabeetus and my leg is going to have to be amputated, leaving me to die on the operation table.

I think worst case scenarios about every single little thing and it always comes down to me dying.

tl;dr: I'M A PRETTY COOL GUY, I HAS MENTAL PROBLEMS AND I DOESN'T AFRAID OF NOTHING. (double negative for sake of meme!)

you're sad because you are not content with your life, no pills can fix a shitty life permanently. Look at your life and see what makes you sad. Are you doing poorly in school and lying about it? Are you said you don't have a girlfriend? Are you upset about being fat? Are you afraid you life has no meaning? Find out what it is, then realize that while you cannot control everything around you, you can control your self. Turn your depression into rage, and allow the rage to get something done. "upset" because your not doing well in school, FUCKING RAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE, until your upset enough that you will do the shit you need to do in order to feel better. "saddness, and depression" are really just indicators that your life is shit. Don't let anyone tell you different, your life is shit and your the only one that can fix it.

I've been dealing with depression for several years. What makes it worse besides the way you feel is that it's hard to tell other people in your life about it. If you do, you will most likely get treated differently.

The best advice I can give you is to see a therapist. If people who are close to you find out what you're going through and begin to ostracize you, you look them dead in the fucking eyes and let them know that if they're not going to be supportive, you'll have to leave them behind.
