Cardio at Home Anonymous
Good Evening /fit/, I have a question for you all,

I am curious about what sort of cardio exercise that I can do at home in a relatively small space. I know, I know. Go out jogging/running and etc, however the town I live in has literally NO side walks and some of the most dangerous drivers I've ever ran across. So, I'd prefer to just do things in the home (think DVD). I've tried Winsor Pilates and some Tae-Bo, but I'd like something that's fun. So, any advice is good advice.

tldr; I don't want to go outside for cardio, what can I do inside without a lot of equipment?

Turbo Jam is probably the best at home cardio workout (for chicks especially). I do Power90 just because I got it for cheap and I don't have the money for a new workout. I like it too, though.

The only equipment you need for Turbo Jam is the hand weights if you want them. Power90 uses a resistance band.

Thanks Miss, I looked up Turbo Jam and I will definitely be trying it soon.

Hopefully it's as fun as they hype it to be.

Can I just do punches and kicks in front of my TV while on balls of feet as long as I keep my heart rate up?

Awesome. They have a lot of message boards there too of people doing the same videos and it's pretty nifty.

If you have a garden, try skipping too.
