sup, /fit/

i'm working on getting a six-pack and i was wondering if my current workout/diet plan would get me any progress:

35 normal crunches with a small pack (weighs about 10 lbs)
30 leg lifts
and something my friend showed me called "the iron cross"(yeah, i know, not the original iron cross) involving lifting all parts of my body off the ground except my waist. i typically do this for 2 minutes straight.

i eat the same thing every day and that is:
1 can of chili for breakfast (24.8 grams of protein, ~10 grams of fat)

2 tuna sandwiches on sunflower and barley bread (~50 grams of protein, ~7 grams of fat from the bread)

and 1 can of ravioli bolognese (28.8 grams of protein, ~5 grams of fat)

Yeah, you really need to introduce some fruits and vegetables into your diet. And cut some of the red meat (this might be a personal thing though, some people love to eat 6 square meals of beef).

i think they would do better with red meat; some actual whole, non-processed non-bullshit foods would do anon a treat.

I tend to fill my diet with a bunch of whole grains, fruits and vegetables. I try to limit my meat (especially red) because my cholesterol sucks. I've been berated before on /fit/ for my diet (I usually eat about 50% carb diet, almost none of it sugars or refined grains), but I just need to eat differntly than most people.

how do starches affect my workout?
also, i eat 2 carrots a day, probably not that great for fruits and vegetables, but i'll try to get some more variety there
