hey mis/fit/s, design me the most complicated exercise routine known to man. i am too lazy to lurk moar or document myself.
i want to loose 784 lbs of fat, jump 10 feet in the air, bench press 10 000lbs, increase my rest blood pressure by 600%, earn a phD in bionanotechnology.
i have no background in physical activity.
how much proteins? should i exercise in the morning or evening? what kind of supplements? wich shampoo should i use?
