the best looking girls are the ones who lift some weights.

Whoever convinced women that "if I touch weights I will get too big" did a ridiculous CON JOB. Because of this misconception, girls today are afraid to do any weight training.

Fact 1: women body builders are all on steroids, work out all the time, and you do not have the testosterone to get that big

Fact 2: the wimpy work outs girls do with the 2lbs and 5lbs weights are DEFINITELY not going to make you "too big"

Fact 3: If you get "too big" then simply stop lifting weights. It's a heck of a lot better than LETTING YOUR MUSCLES ATROPHY from ONLY DOING CARDIO


Spread the word ladies. If you go into any gym, find the best looking women and see what they do. I guarantee you squats, shoulder presses and other weight lifting is part of their routine.

ok. my weight lifting friend is #3, on the right. I just posted that picture as it shows her in clothes, and she's got a good body FROM LIFTING WEIGHTS.

Ladies, you're NOT going to get too big if you do some squats and should presses with reasonable amount of weight. It takes a lot of work to build any muscle, let alone get too big. you You don't have the testosterone to get huge.

Instead of letting your muscles atrophy, do yourself a favor and lift some weights on a regular basis... you'll have hotter bodies to thank for it.

I honestly think WOMEN need to see this thread, see pictures of ladies who lift weights on a regular basis and have smoking bodies but aren't "too big."

Someone did a big con job on women, and convinced them that they touch weights they'll become these hulking beasts. It does not work that way.

If enough guys post pictures of their girlfriends that lift weights who have banging bodies, maybe other women will break free from the sheep mentality and begin to lift weights themselves.

the most impressive thing is she is able to get so deep and yet maintain an upright torso AND not 'tuck her tail' as she gets deep.

You missed the fucking point, just how women who think weights will make them huge missed the fucking point as well.

How can I make the obvious even more painfully clear for you? THOSE WOMEN PICTURED WORK OF EXCESSIVELY (3+ hours per day, 6 days a week), MAKE GETTING HUGE THEIR GOAL IN LIFE. EAT ALL THE RIGHT FOODS TO GET THEMSELVES BIG AND MOST LIKELY ARE ON STEROIDS


Guess what bozo? You aren't going to wake up one day huge like these women. IT TAKES YEARS OF HARD WORK TO ACHIEVE THIS EFFECT.

So hypothetically if you see yourself getting too big, well, simple solution, stop doing those exercises or decrease the weight. I got news for you ladies though.. you're NOT going to get this big, and it won't happen unless you lift 6+ days a week, eat 150g of protein a day, and make it your goal to get big.

WHAT WILL REALLY HAPPEN IF YOU LIFT WEIGHTS is you'll get better tone and look far better than your 1.5 hours on the stairclimber.

The reason why you do not hear this from most people is (1) the good looking girls keep this a secret and (2) the rest of women know little to nothing about exercising.
