sup /fit/k questionI've been lifting, eating clean, and doing cardio for the past 7-8 months. Been losing plenty of BF and plan on bulking soonbut I also lead a pretty sedentary lifestyle other than the hour to hour and a half I do exercisewhat will my results be if I wasn't sedentary, I mean say I didn't take this semester off from college and was walking fucking everywhere would the fat shed off alot faster?tldr should I start walking 5-6 miles a day after I exercise or do HIIT just to make sure I'm burning enough fat?I'm beginning to think I should do 2 cardio sessions daily
