Sup /fit/ im 19 have alot of spare time and weigh 240 pounds.

I really want to lose some weight and gain a little upper body muscle.

My goal is really to weigh around 190 and have some decent muscle, what would be a great diet and workout? I only have 10 pound weights but i have trees in my backyard that have been cut down so i was wondering if i could use huge ass logs and roll em around?Chop em?

Im 18 atm, losing weight when I was 16 was easy enough, took time and dedication, but it slowly happened. I started with walking to trim down a bit, then once I was a bit fitter, I'de carry an axe into the surrounding forest (farm life) and hack down a treee, we needed the wood for winter, and it was good exercise, I suggest you dont let the tree hit you, though.
