hi,fit im 261 punds 5'8 and i wana loose to 200 iv been working out and iv got no changes after the first months iv changed form wheat to white i eat grate drink lots of water i don't know what else to do any ideas?

A lot.
Count calories if you feel like it, just do it for one normal day and see how many you normally take in. Then decrease that amount by ~300-500 and do some cardio and you should start losing weight, in theory. Sounds like you have water covered, but make sure you always have some handy. Good luck.

Try walkiing at a pretty fast pace for an hour a day. add in some weight bearing exercise. pushups crunches pull ups etc.

First of all quit drinking water, and quit taking any vitamins. From now on drink Glacea Vitamin Water. Drink 6 bottles a day, one with each meal. The best thing about this diet is you can eat ANYTHING you want and still lose! Bacon double cheeseburger? No problem! 3/4 pound angus burgers? You got it! I lost 80 pounds on this diet.
