ok /fit/ this is the deal.
6'1"
160 pounds
over the past 2 years i've lost about 50 pounds and i'm now at the weight i wanna be, BUT for some odd reason i still have fat in my chest and the sides of my stomache (lovehandles if you will)
not alot, but just enough to make me insecure.
i'm also underage b& and don't have a job so that means no gym memberships or workout equipment.
any ideas on how i could replace the leftover fat with slight muscle?

does your school have a weightlifting program? join that. if not, find the closest YMCA.

Push ups to start, honestly the best beginning exercise. Do 4 sets of 10 reps with a minute break in between sets and reduce the rest time by 5 seconds every week until you don't have to rest. I would also suggest burpees, just google what they are.

Get a jump rope and google some patterns for that.. its one of the best cardio workouts out there.
