Yea well once i got the weights i figured i'd track my progress of doing HIIT one day, weights the next, then HIIT. I'm only using 10kg each freeweights so i figure if i keep my upper body to 1 day, and lower body & HIIT to the next it should be fine.
Overall i think if i'm losing 2lb a week its fine, 3lb i'll let it slide but 4lb is too much and will need to re-organise it.
