So yeah I'm a scrawny little shit, 130 pounds 5'11", trying to put on about 20-30 pounds (optimistic I know) . I don't really have a time frame and I don't need to see instance results. I know I need to eat a lot more calories from healthy food but do any of you have any specific suggestions on what that could be?
