Well what is a good way to shave a few pounds, nothing big, just like 10 pounds of fat.

I've heard that an hour job a day combined with situps is a good way to burn fat around the stomach while toning muscle, how does /fit/ feel about this?

My advice, that is working for me, go outside and run. Take it slow at first if you have to. If you're embarrassed about people seeing you, do it at 3am. Do that and as many situps/crunches as you can.

Next I would invest in either a chinup bar or weight-lifting setup. Get into the routine of working your chest/arms till they're sore and then just run outside till your legs, most likely knees, hurt.

Thanks anon, I'm starting to get insecure about putting on a little weight. I blame the fact that I no longer have a pool and refuse to pay for membership at a Gym to use one. I probably should, they where great for keeping you in shape.

I've heard paying for memberships makes you go more often to the gym, but I can't vouch for that personally.
