Hey /fit/I'm currently on a much-needed diet, and I'm having a bit of trouble. I need a way to stop my stomach rumbling during classes. I try to time my meals so I'm eating as close to them as possible to try to stop this, but I've had no success. It's really embarrassing sitting in a quiet room with my belly growling. Is there anything I can do to stop it?
Eat more?
buy some of this noise damping material and wrap it around your stomach
>>416901I can't. I've only cut down on what I normally eat by a very small amount, to eat any more would end up with me eating more than I used to, which would just make me fatter.
