Is it possible to build mass and go running? im not running too far and if i dont do any cardio i feel like shit so cant give it up.

You don't lose muscle mass just by running an 1hour 2 or 3 times a week, you tend to lose muscle mas if you run 3-5 times a week and don't lift weight. People always think that runners have to be thin because they burn so much that they burn muscle when the truth is running is good for you and your muscles example? Look at Olympic runners and sprinters.

The only people who shouldn't do any cardio are powerlifters and competition body builders. They are the only people who cannot afford the minimal losses in strength and muscle mass that cardio workouts cause.

Everyone else is just a lazy fuck.
