No.
lol, no, unless it's just the initial water weight. even then that's too much.there's 3500 calories in a pound of fat so you'd have to be eating nothing and running 12 miles a day to burn a pound of fat daily.
I dont see why it can be unhealthy..keep doing whatever is working for you and you will hit your goal..Anyone know why this would be bad though?
