Just watch overall calories and you'll be fine.

If you eat less of something else, you'll have room for a cookie or two.

Breakfast: Usually waffles, toast, or cereal. On the weekends, when I have more time, I sometimes make french toast.

Lunch/Dinner: Rice, noodles, veggies, tofu, other various grains, etc.

Hmmm...breakfast, fried rice...with egg...lunch cheezits and some food i find in fridge, dinner whatever i feel like making...atm i'm eating half a bag of 60% cocoa choco chips o.o Ghirardelli ftw...*cries* i bought them for myself on valentines day since i was so lonely.

I've tried the weightloss and dieting thing... flax seed, ooatmeal, suplements, protein powders, skinless chicken, fish milk and water o.o
