I have a really, really bad posture, and I was wondering if there's any exercises I can do to improve it.

I recently lost a lot of weight, and I spend way too much time sitting in awkward positions in front of my computer.

you need to work on your back muscles. do chinups/pull ups for lats. do the normal rows and variations for the upper back and do deadlifts for the lower back.
