>>69552 Sleeping on your back is best. I have a very long standing habit of sleeping on my side, so it's hard for me to fall asleep on my back, but I feel better whenever I do. I had to stop sleeping on my side for a while when I cartilage in my ribcage was inflamed, and the compressing pressure from sleeping on my side aggravated it.
Sleeping on my side causes my bottom shoulder and arm to suffer unnatural pressure all night, and compress my ribcage inwards. Ever try sleeping on a hard surface on your side? It's awkward as fuck.
