Hi /fit/

The gym I go to is closed for easter. Now, I'm not keen on letting some fucking christfags make me miss my workouts, so what bodyweight exercises can I do? (legs, chest and triceps)

Picture unrelated.

OP here, whoops, forgot delts
>> Anonymous
legs: pistol
chest: wide pushups
triceps: close pushups
delts: wide pullups

if you find any way of adding weight to these exercises, eg putting bricks in your schoolbag then do it- otherwise, do them either in pyramid sets (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,6,5,...,1) or time yourself how long it takes to do 200 of each.

Yeah and people claim squats do the same thing

lol wut? those don't look any different from squats, except that you use one leg in order to compensate for the lack of a weighted barbell.

shit, I can't do these. Any tips for improving my balance?

hold on to something till you can. then don't hold onto anything. Even a finger on a dresser does wonders.

I use my computer chair.

BTW, these are great to pump out on conditioning days. If you have any sort of heavy weight (backpack full of books, sandbag, bricks, etc.) you can even add weight to the one legged squat. I love them because they really put a heavy focus on balance, which is fucking crucial to the core.

Squats, or pistols depending on strength level (1 legged pistol)

Handstand pushup (elevate hands on a book or two for a fuller ROM)

Pushup\1 hand pushup\person on back pushup (only applicable if your family\partner isn't cockfaggy bout exercise)

Do bodybuilders (eight, ten or twelve-counts). Good enough for the Corps, good enough for you.

Happy Easter, /fit/!
