Any diet suggestions for a guy with clogged arteries? I'm not fat, but I'm trying to get off my regular cheesesteak/coke/chips routine because I've been having chest pains... Thanks /fit/. Workout suggestions would be appreciated as well.

Buy some Carlson's Lemon flavored fish oil.
You can order it online from vitamin shoppe.

Take 3 spoonfuls a day. fish oil is good for the heart and the Carlson's tastes like lemons, not fish

just so you know, it takes YEARS for the cholesterol clogging your arteries to clear out on its own--enjoy your athlersclerosis or angioplasty

This is fucking stupid, really.

OP, be honest, you want to eat MORE healthier foods rather then just downing them quickly, right?

Then stick to eating good portions of fish/fruits/vegetables.

Maybe some peanut butter.

You don't need some damn supplements when you're eating good full meals.

NEVER buy milled flax because it is almost always rancid, thus ruining the ALA profile. Furthermore, when you mill flax yourself (using a coffee grinder), you must consume it within 15-30 minutes or store it in the freezer.

hemp seed has more omega3 and much more protein, with a greater bio availability index than anything else. however, u retards from the USA cant buy cant cuz it is illegal. Canada ftw.

Why is it "really fucking stupid". Really fucking stupid is to recommend "maybe some peanut butter." Thank you George Washington Carver.

Flax is fiber. Fiber helps lower cholesterol and helps with other stuff.
Fish oil also helps with cholesterol, etc:

"almost always rancid".
No you dumb bastard, it's sealed in the can, then you refrigerate it after you open it.
