Hey /fit/. I've had some minor cramping in my right calf for about 2-3 days now. I've been doing a lot of stretches, a lot of massaging on the calf, eating bananas, and drinking a lot of water, but its still persisting. The cramps don't hurt alot, i can still run and walk, but they just come up every now and again and its becoming annoying. Any advice what I should do, or what it could be that is causing this? I do alot of cardio (almost 6 times a week running, biking, rowing), and rest on Sundays.

i had inexplicable crams recently. turns out it was a sodium deficiency. getting enough salt?

sounds like an overstressed muscle, maybe resting more or if exercise is necessary, then shorten the time you exercise

You need moar potassium and calcium, bananas aren't nearly as high in potassium as people think. It's practically impossible nowadays to get a sodium deficiency.

mushrooms for the potassium, and for the calcium eat dairy or egg shells. I'm serious about the egg shells.
