Hey /fit/I'm no good at knowing which foods are healthy or good for losing weight so i'm just gonna ask...When I was younger I used to eat sardine sandwiches alot. But now ever since I've started my workout to lose weight and carefully choosing what I eat I've been avoiding it. Are sardine sandwiches a bad idea?
Depends, they're canned or something right? I would just eat a fillet of some kind of healthy fish on bread if you want to. Better yet don't eat the bread if you're trying to lose weight.
Sardines are often high in sodium (at least how you usually get them in north america).Check that out, otherwise they're a fish and are healthy.
sardines are godfuck winnage.Even better than tuna, since they do not contain as much heavy metals.
