So I'm trying to get a more athletic build, right now I'm about 175, I've got muscle but no real muscle definition. I want to put on about 10 lbs of muscle and get a cut look. Would it be better for me to just focus on lifting now until I can get to the desired weight, then do cardio? Or should I lift, eat better/more and run at the same time.
