19 year old male, 6'1.

So I've worked off nearly all of my excess body fat, and began to build the muscle now, but I have one problem.

My lower stomanch, where my abs should be has a small layer of fat over it which no matter how much i work wont go away. The more i exercise i just get skinnier in other parts of my body. How the hell can I target this stubborn fucking stomach layer?!

Its the last barrier to a trim body fat layer, but I''ve been trying to break it for months, and now I turn to you.

How do I get the flat stomach?

build muscle, dont worry about that small pocket of fat. eventually when other parts of your body gets bigger it will dissappear.

more muscle = higher metabolism = no more pocket of fat

eat right, sleep well and masturbate every now and then, and push up 10 times every time after that.

L-sit. one of the best exercises to tone your lower abs. You can't spot target, but when you firm it up and get your diet in check your lower abs will pop.
