I work with some girl who does fitness competitions and has 2 trainers and a nutritionist. She was kind enough to make a routine for me and I work all the muscle groups 2 times a week. As of 4 hours ago I weigh in at 149 lbs. I don't run at all. I really do want to start swimming but that's cardio too.
