I do around 100 sit-ups and push-ups a day and probably eat around 1300-1500 calories.

How long should it take me to get abs? I'm a guy, 5'10 or 11', 125 pounds.

Also there's a little bit of fat on my stomach, not a lot but a tiny bit (When I flex my stomach I can faintly see my abdominal muscles), will this make me look weird if I do get abs?

Thanks.

Dude, eat more. And fast.

125 lbs?! Yeah. Listen to the guy above. Eat more..fast.

Actually it probably will look kind of weird. I'm 5'7" and I used to weigh about 130lbs, and I had really good, visible abs (still do) but they weren't proportional to the rest of my body. Now I'm 158lbs and they look a lot better.

So my advice, work your entire body.

Well, you should already have them, more or less...but it will probably look rather disproportional if you pursue focusing exclusively on your abs

125 and 5'10? troll

OP here.

I'm 100% serious on this, and I just started the sit-ups and push-ups, that's why I don't have abs really yet.

And I think I weigh that little at an average height because of my lack of muscle.

And according to the BMI I'm only juuuuuust underweight so yeah.

Anywho how long until results?

with just situps? NEVER

Abs only show with low a low body fat percentage, generally around 11% and lower. You gotta run, run, run anon.

What about swimming laps?

Thats grossly underweight, if you clean bulk, your abs will come in fine.

Forgot to ask! What's the best time of day to be doing these? I've been doing
3 sets of 12 push and sit ups after breakfeast,
2 sets of 12 push and sit ups around 6,
3 sets of 12 push and sit ups before I go to sleep.

I find it best to just dump a massive workload in at one time. I know when I got started I'd do 100 situps, 30sec break, then do another 100. In about three months I had very visible abs- although I'm sure having a high metabolism also helped out a bit.
