I weigh 415 pounds.
I need to lose weight
I keep trying to diet but I keep slipping back into my bad habits.
I excercise three times a week at the gym for two hours but it dosent seem to be working.
I'm at a lose. What do I do?

OK, listen up nigger.

You will wake up, drink some coffee and water, proceed to do 20 - 40 minutes of light cardio (I recommend stationary cycling, preferably a recumbent bike), you then have OATZ made with water for breakfast.

You eat 2000 calories per day maximum, and other than after you exercise (in the morning after you exercise when you eat your oatz), you eat no carbs at all. NO FUCKING CARBS. Only shit tonnes of protein and a moderate amount of fat.

exercise is key and non-avoidable. gotta do it.

We can give you all the tips in the world in the world, but if you don't have the will power to do any of it for a long period time...then there's nothing else we can say or do for you.

I have a fat friend just like OP. He's probably close to OP's weight (proly 350lbs, give or take). The fucking nigger has all the resources in the world to lose weight (he's rich, so money for healthy food, has a gym subscription at the YMCA, has friends like me that he's aware are more than willing to help him out). We'll go jogging a few times then he'll never call me back.

tl;dr Willpower, motherfucker. Get you head out of your ass. Stop eating shit food. Start walking, lift weights harder, eat healthy shit that will suppress your hunger, etc etc.

But unless the will to change is there along with the drive to create "Non-negotiable habits", it doesn't matter what kind of resources he has. He will fail.

my theory is you have to have a reason that centers around you to loose weight. "im losing it for me," or "because i want to look better" or any other cliche response like that is not a valid reason. i weighed 205 and dropped to 175 in two months because i seriously wanted to box. you need real motivation, a real will, and a method (workout wise) to achieve your goal.

OP, you have some sort of emotional problem that has caused you to get this large. I'm guessing you were molested as a child, as many extremely fat men are. You have extreme confidence and self-esteem issues. Either get therapy or work on your mind.

Also, you're lying. If you exercise for 6 hours a week at a gym, you'd have to be eating an almost incomprehensible amount of calories in order to not be losing weight. Either that, or your "exercise" consists of walking on a treadmill.

Finally, if you just want to lost weight without any regard for your health, just stop eating. I lost 75 pounds in 12 weeks by drinking orange juice and eating a light dinner every day.
