First time being here, but I'll try my best explaining.

Earlier today I was bored so I stuck a Q-tip really far up my nose, about 3 quarters of the q-tip was in my nose. Anyway, it made me sneeze like a madman and my sinuses felt funny for about and hour and then everything went back normal.

Zip forward a few hours here and then BAM! My left eye hurts whenever I look up really far, or look in an upward diagonal direction. Could this be related to my earlier explorations with the q-tip?

Oh, the eye affected is the one above the nostril I raped with the q-tip.

No.

On a side note, I used to stick Q-tips up my nose and make myself sneeze whenever I wanted to stay home from school and was trying to make it seems as if I was sick.

The q-tip kinda swabbed the inside of my sinuses also. I didn't know there was so much mucus up there.

Oh well, I'll wait a day or two and if it don't go away I'll go to the doc.

Also, I'm supposed to be wearing glasses, but I haven't worn them in 4 or 5 years with no problems. Could this be it also? And if so, why all of a sudden?

you killed part of your brain

The pain is starting to subside. Any ideas on what caused this?

Maybe you hit your olfactory epithelium. It's the only part of your brain exposed to the air, about three inches up your nose. Maybe this is a good lesson NOT TO SHOVE STUFF UP YOUR NOSE.

yeh i have done the same with a really tightly wrapped tissue; you take away the moisture from around the nose and it becomes very painful for a while (stings etc.)

The eye was probably agitated because as you sneezed you made a facial movement which was out of the ordinary due to you having something jammed up your nose.

or maybe it is the same pain i get which is eye strain from looking at screens too much. I occasionally get sharp pains around my eyes.
