/fit/ I need your help,

I work out 5 days a week run 1 mile every day. That being said, I eat fairly healthy, only home cooked meals of variety, but after dinner I often get cravings to eat again, almost like my stomach is empty once more, should I ignore these cravings or just eat?

What's the /fit/ choice?

It depends. do you want to keep feeling hungry? or do you want the craving to stop and be confortable?

I have the same problem, except it's a combined feeling of hunger and craving for something with sugar in it. I don't even eat that much unhealthy food, I don't see why I have this feeling every night.
