I have a problem with my feet (or i did, and suspect i will again)

Over the summer i was working landscaping and walking A LOT doing string trimming (weed-wacking the edges of every sidewalk/road/building/tree ETC at huge condos) so i was walking like 15-20 miles a day 5-6 days a week, towards the end of the summer my feet hurt ALL the time, it went from just hurting for a few hours after i stopped, to hurting pretty much until the weekend, to hurting all the time when i was standing.

it was mostly in the arches of my feet, and it took about 2 months after i stopped working go away (well its like 95% better it'll hurt a little if i poke at the arches of my feet)

does anyone have suggestions for exercises for feet or good work boots with foot support? i COULD wear sneakers but then i run the risk of injuring my feet with shit falling on them/cutting etc.

i got them just before winter but they didn't do too much, my feet aren't flat that i know of, is there an easy way to tell?

You are probably better off wearing sneakers. They weigh less and have better arch support. The weight would make a huge difference with that kind of distance.

if your arches seem a bit low than other peoples' then you might have flat feet. have the doc check it out for sure.

well the thing is, what really did me in was leaf blowing with a 50lb backpack blower on my back all day for the last month and a half before we quit for winter
