God, I wish I was as cool as you. Honestly, I just fear my form is good enough... If somebody were to instruct me, I'd probably do those more often. I do 400 crunches... How does that translate into windshield wipers and leg raises? Like, how long/how many?

Fuck, samefag here. I meant "form isn't good enough"

It's all about progression.
Once you can do over 10 of an exercise, add weight on increase leverage to make it harder.

Situps>Incline Situps>Hanging situps

Twisting situps>Twisting incline situps>Hanging twisting situps>Windshield wipers

could someone explain these faggots to me? do i really need to buy/build something to do them?
>> Anonymous

This shit isn't tricky. Build some sort of apparatus that goes under your calves and is tall enough that when you rest your legs on it your feet don't reach the floor. Try to make your feet reach the floor then proceed to fail at doing a sit up.

Alternatively, full contact twists are another man's abdomen exercise.

Or have someone hold your feet, or hook your feet behind an immovable object

I'm assuming he's taking into account the lack of a partner.

And hooking your feet? Whatever shit you're using goes under, not on top, of your legs.

Yea, I hook it under the legs. Imagine when someone is holding your legs. They're grabbing the back of your calves, and they pull them towards their body, while you pull back with your legs and try to situp.

If you find an immovable object on the ground (I use a weight plate holder like in the pic but mine only has the bottom row) then you can hook your heels onto it. As long as the bottoms of your feet are kept planted, then it's pretty much the same as someone holding your legs.

I can do 7 perfect negative portions of the dragon flag, but going back up is killer. I can go back up 7 times, but only when piked.

Under your legs? I find it more helpful (and easier to find) to jam my feet under an object like a piece of furniture.

I do three sets of five negatives with perfect form up to like the last rep of second and 2 last reps of third sets.

But the fuck can I get up straight. Going up from pike is normal no?

Wonder how long it'll be till I can do positives.

i use a couch or a dresser

>Going up from pike is normal no?

It's normal for us mortals, but I don't think it counts as a full rep. It's more of a progression stage, really. I used to pike with close to a 90 degree angle, but now the angle is around 150 degrees. Getting better slowly bro
