Dear /fit/,

I'm not sure what exactly is the name of the part of the body but right behind my right knee, there's a tendon-like part on either side.

Whenever I swim and do the breast-stroke (ie. the frog-kick movements) it hurts so that I can't do it anymore.

I had this problem a long time ago and I stopped swimming. I just started swimming again and I can feel it starting up again...

One good thing is... swimming is amazing! I've only been swimming for a week or two but I can already see the difference.

could it be your acl?

is it both the medial and lateral tendons? or one of them?

lateral is probably your biceps femoris tendon, medial is semitendonous/semimembranous
