Have you guys ever happened to do the same physical activity at the same time with a friend, and you want to keep doing it UNTIL YOU'RE DEAD TIRED but he wont, he'd stop at the first sight of being tired.

Shit sucks, happened to me today and i did about the half of the activity i was planning to do because all he wanted to do was talk.

Have you guys ever had an experience like this before?

I have something worse to tell you.
I failed to convert even one friend to squats.
Worse, my best friend is turning to steroids because he doesn't get the gains he wants.

One of my few friends who work out is hard core as me. So when I want to go hard core he goes hardcore.

Just do it with someone stronger. And try to keep up with them.

I actually had to put up with this for a while myself, my brother and I are of much different builds, he's skinny as a rail and I'm just below 300 pounds (I've been doing really well with working out this year) but he always complained about being tired and wanting to leave earlier. It got to the point where I was the only one going, so go by yourself is my advice, others are willing to spot if that's your concern. Just keep yourself motivated in any way you can.
