i need a good breakfast meal with very little carbs, high protein but low in fat. I'm sick of eggs but they're so ideal.

I'm really fucking frustrated right now in not knowing how I need my diet laid the fuck out. I feel like I'm playing Tetris with invisible pieces.

Meal 1 - high protein, low fat, no carb
Meal 2 - high protein, low fat, low carb
Meal 3-5 ""
Meal 6 - High protein, high fat, no carb

See, that's the general gist of my diet right now. I carb load on the weekends (on anabolic diet.)

I think I just need ideas and variation. I know the main things to eat on this diet are poultry fish and beef but holy shit, there's only so many ways you can cook something.

I'm so fucking lost, can someone help me out step by step, meal by meal? What do you need to know?
Also my inb4 statement: No shakes. No semen. Don't be fucking stupid. I know it's 4chan but that doesn't mean you have to taint every thread with your unfunny myspace humor.

Oatmeal, they are carbs but good carbs
if you don't like eggs make an omelet or put some stuff in there like tomatoes, onions, green peppers

I'm on my third day of that diet, and I'm still finding things a little bit overwhelming. I'm having trouble specially with the meals that I take out of home (not being able to eat bread or more than a few grams of peanuts or milk kinda ruined all my snacks). Up until now I'm still experimenting with different things at breakfast; Eggs are good, like you said. Tuna with olive oil and peas is fast and tasty. And fried meat with cream and mushrooms is very nice too.
Oh well, sorry for not being able to help, I'm kinda lost too.

if you're on the anabolic diet, why do you have so many meals with low fat?

Did I say low fat? I meant clean fats. My mistake. I usually have about 35g of protein per meal with 40g of fat (shitloads of flax oil, olive oil and goat cheese).
