Exercising while injured: Anonymous
Anything I can do, or do I have to just wait until it heals? Yesterday I was on the second half of my run, and I fucked myself over by tripping on a branch and killed my palms/knees on the pavement--seriously shredded to hell, not like I just scraped them or something. There's no way I can run because of the knees, and I can't do my weight lifting when my hands basically don't work ATM. Is there anything I can do outside of standing around doing jumping jacks all day while I wait? :[
