Oh man, alright so I do SQUATZ regularly, and I've seen a pretty healthy increase in the size of my legs. I've noticed that all my jeans are more tighter fitting across the thighs and when I walk they rub together now.

Usually, I run on the elliptical, but today I just decided to run on the treadmill. Boy, was that a mistake. I've got a fucking rash on the inside of my thighs where they rub together, after running 2miles in about 16 minutes.

How the hell can I get rid of the rash and prevent it from coming back? There's got to be others who have thighs that rub together when they walk/run.

Run with a wider gait, your legs shouldn't be touching.

I'm trying to run forward, not hop from side to side. Running with a wider gait seems really awkward and unnatural. I can only imagine how it looks haha

Movement gait is based on your body size. If you say your legs are bigger, then your overall body is a bit wider, and you should adjust your gait accordingly.

I've actually gone down a pant size though. My legs are bigger, but waist is slightly smaller.
Even when I walk, they rub together, but it just never caused any problems before.

You're saying your legs are touching one another? Because the muscles are so big?

I mean, holy shit. That's very odd dude.

Can we get picks? I'd like to see this, cause I've never seen anything like it before.

I wear gym shorts and boxer briefs, they keep my legs from rubbing together.

Wear compression shorts. They do a nice job of preventing heat rash.

Get some moisturizer on the rash and wait; it'll clear up on its own.
