that's your fucking problem. your metabolism is at a stand still!!! OP you need to eat more! I'm not saying stuff your face, I'm saying protein rich foods like chicken, beef, turkey, eggs, peanut butter. You have to eat a real fucking breakfast too a bowl of cereal/oatmeal, some fruit, and eggs for starters. it will jump start your metabolism. stay away from candies (except snickers, 1 = 1 meal) you'll need to eat at least 4-6 times a day. and your only big meal should be breakfast. wake up earlier if you don't think you have time to make anything before work and shit. if you run in the morning, eat breakfast when you finish. or have something for energy before you go, like a cup of oatmeal with honey and an orange. (digesting foods burns calories too!) eat fiber (whole grains, oats, veggies, fruits) and start doing some weight training. you will burn a shit ton of calories if you actually weight train (especially heavier stuff). easy on the cardio too. dance is great but if you overdo it you release a stress relieving hormone that eats away muscle and promotes fat retention. cortisol or someshit. anyway. tl;dr eat more protein rich foods with good fats ie eggs beef chickenz. fruits, vaggies amirite hurhurhur. an lift weights for an hour a day (1-2 body parts per day) at a minimum of 3 times a week chest, back, arms, legs, sides and abs.
