Ok i started using my moms elliptical machine this week, did it fours times. Planning on doing this every week. 30-45 minutes each time i do it. I was wondering if this would help me lose weight pretty fast? I only have a small stomach and noticed my face getting a little chubby (but it might be in my head).I've read that HIIT is better but can someone explain to me exactly what you do?And what do you recommend?
