800 calories is too low. eat way more, but avoid carbs and sugar. a low carb diet will induce keytosis and burn fat very fast. as long as it has no carbs, eat as much as you want. more food will help you put on muscle.
consider becoming vegetarian. it seems to help people with weight control. eggs, dairy, fish and enriched flour/cereal are necessary for dietary b12.
