These are from a while ago...

This is May 2007 (before I started lifting)/November 2007
>> Anonymous
     File :-(, x)
Now almost a year later (today).. I've kind of got out of the loop of lifting a lot. Lost a lot of motivation. Oh well!

Hard to get a full body angle. This was the best I could get, too lazy to keep trying different setups...
>> CWheezy !!bJFrM5LONOF
Awesome, a year later and you look exactly the same
>> Anonymous
i'm only just starting, but i will be taking pictures of my progression. since i am starting out very skinny, it will be interesting to see my progress
>> Anonymous
>>386774

In case you can't read (which you clearly can't), I'll reiterate...

I've kind of got out of the loop of lifting a lot. Lost a lot of motivation

Where's your pics, faggot?

huge legs bro. nice abs too.

height/weight? (or bf% if you know it)
>> Anonymous
>>386783

It's all in the squats! I'm 5'4" and 150lbs in the last picture. No clue on body fat though...
>> Anonymous
>>386771
I'd enjoy having sexual intercourse with you.
>> Anonymous
>>386771

Thats what im striving for. Anything else you did to get that amazing body besides the obvious squatz?
>> Anonymous
>>386774
Notice CWheezy never posts pics because he is a giant fat ass under the guise of a "power lifter". lol what a joke.
>> Anonymous
>>386766
i think the first one looks better.
>> Anonymous
>>386789
how much can you bench?

>>386804

I'll be the first to admit that I feel I have fairly decent genes for my physique, so I can't always say what worked for me will work for everyone else.

That being said though, I lifted as heavy as I could with a 5x5 routine of bench, dead, and squat. Other lifts too of course, but that was the base. Also incorporating cleans as well. I think Olympic lifts do wonders for your body.
>> CWheezy !!bJFrM5LONOF
>>386780
I'm not doing what I do for looks, I do it for numbers.

Besides, this is a progress thread, and people are sucking your dick for making no fucking progress in a year. Whoop de doo
>> Anonymous
doesnt look like much progress in last picture of his but his first 2 pictures look like A LOT of progress. great progress. plus if hes doing it for looks then he kept his figure very nicely
>> Anonymous
>>386820

Bench: 260 (couple weeks ago)

>>386821

Squat: 305 (month or so ago)

Deadlift is 405, but my back ended up rounding, but I've been working on lifts that will hopefully alleviate that.

Clean and jerk is 227.. Snatch around 150 (still working on form).

>>386825

Butthurt. I'm not doing what I do for looks either. I lift for strength.
>> Anonymous
>>386824
What other lifts? Is 5x5 enough to bring me to that type of physique?
>> Anonymous
>>386825
Not my dick. I didn't post that. I just know you like to troll here but never post anything to back your shit up while constantly spewing bullshit and zero helpful advice like "steroids r gud".
>> CWheezy !!bJFrM5LONOF
>>386829
Really? Then why post your pictures?
>> Anonymous
>>386824

Thanks for the reply, i've been trying to bring myself to do dead lifts and benches but me not knowing how to have proper form i'm a little hesitant. Also i'll look into olympic lifts.
>> CWheezy !!bJFrM5LONOF
>>386835
Oh yeah, what bad advice have I been giving?

Please, tell me, let me know what I say is wrong, and tell me why. I'm willing to learn, there is still a lot I don't know.
>> Anonymous
>>386843
stop telling people to bulk so we look like your fat ass.

im not the same guy who bitches at you btw
>> Anonymous
     File :-(, x)
>>386840
I didn't post those you fucking idiot. Are you as dense as you are fat? The guy says he lifts for strength not looks anyways. And how are we supposed to believe you're some kind of power lifter when you're on 4chan all the time filling this board with your idiocy instead of lifting? You add zero helpful content here, know nothing when it comes to fitness, and constantly troll other users who come here for advice. Just go back to your hamburgers and WoW and GTFO.
>> CWheezy !!bJFrM5LONOF
>>386847
Well, a lot of people complain they aren't getting any gains, and one of the ways to get past a plateau is to up your caloric intake, among other things.

I mean, they can always cut later, it isn't that big of a deal, unless they have no self control.
>> Anonymous
>>386840

Because... it's a... progress picture thread...? And I posted my progress?

>>386832

Well.. I couldn't tell you for sure..

I lost my file of my routine when I was first beginning, but here's what I think it was:

Push:

Bench 5x5
DB incline or decline 2x10
Dips 3x10

Pull:

Deadlift heavy singles
A bunch of pull-ups (about as many as you can do without getting exhausted)
One-handed DB rows 2x10 or BB row 3x5

Legs/Abs:

Squat 5x5
SLDL 3x3
Calf raises 3x10
Mostly circut training for my abs, I would often do this:

http://www.amazingabdominals.com/ab_workouts/primal_ab_circuit.shtml

Then on an extra day I would come in and do a lot clean and jerks.

That's what I did if I remember correctly.. but I don't do that routine anymore really. Worked for me I guess!

If I could change something that I did before though it'd be to add good mornings on the back day or something.

Doesn't anyone else have progress pictures?!
>> CWheezy !!bJFrM5LONOF
>>386854

I mean, you tell me I give bad advice, but you don't tell me why it's bad, or give examples of bad advice. Why should I listen to you, you wont even attach a name to what you say.

TO OP: how long was the progress from 2 to 6? was this mainly just on a cut that this extra defintiion came about, or did you put on a lot of extra lean mass to get that. Its difficult to see what was just obscured by fat

>> Anonymous
>>388540
Seriously, don't ask me, i have no idea how i've lost all the weight, as i said before, i didnt plan to lose weight, i just somehow magicly started eating a bit less, then i decided to pop on the weighing scale and i lost liek 10 kilo's, i was like, lulz. from that point i was like, kay i can do this, and i started eating less on purpose ( aka diëting), just cutting out candy/soda, did that all the way down to 96 i think, then i got hospitalized for 3 months and went down to 87 ( cant really give you info on that part, we basicly just had 3 meals a day and nothing else), then i lost the last 10 kilo's still by just not eating soda/candy, and putting more veggies on my dinnerplate. nowadays i do cardio 4 times a week ( distance running) and 6 small meals throughout the day to maintain this weight. so yeah, i think the biggest part was, that i didnt plan to lose weight, so even if i did eat a bit more on a day, i wasnt liek "omg i fail Q_Q".. So yeah, just doing that, and in a year i lost 52 kilo's
>> Anonymous
I made negative progress the last 4 weeks due to no training at all while on vacation and afterwards. Started again today and was surprised by how little strength I lost. I also gained some fat that will now DISAFUCKINGPPEAR
>> Anonymous
>>388564
OH YES IT MOTHERFUCKING WILL, You go!
>> CWheezy !!bJFrM5LONOF
>>388564
If you actually take a week off from lifting, you usually get stronger, because your body has time to rest and repair.

That's probably why after 4 weeks, you were only a little less strong
>> Anonymous
week 1, lost 5lbs, yayz
>> Anonymous
>>388559
Did you excerise or anything? or just eat less? Also what did you eat over all?
>> Anonymous
why aren't any of our resident 6'6ians posting... oh wait.
>> Anonymous
>>388578
didnt exersize, just ate less.
hmm, my average day was like, a slice of bread with peanut butter, grilled cheese toast, big dinner, piece of fruit in the evening ( i strongly advice against this tho, 6 small meals = the way forward).. seriously, ALL you have to do is trade in soda for water ( i still drank 1 can of energy drink a day tho, im addicted to that shit), and stop eating chocolate/candy's etc, eating bad food is a habbit, and just like you created it, you can end it, just do it, and after a week your craving will have stopped, i promise. Best way to stop a craving for me was, Look at the shit your about to eat, and ask yourself, is 1 minute of binge'ing better then having an extra -200grams on the day i weigh myself? HELL NO!
>> Anonymous
>>388483
Looked MUCH better at 98kg, at 86 you look like a sweaty nerd, 82 is shit pic so can't comment, at 77 you look like a 12 y.o. Gain some weight back.
>> Anonymous
>>388483

I weigh 74 kilo's and I look fatter than you, WTF.
>> Anonymous
>>388632
I disagree. I think he looks just about perfect at 77kg.

Fair enough, the last picture was just after a workout ( thats why the flat hair/worn out look), this one is from just now ( just came home from an epic gaming parteh so it's not really relevant either i guess) I know i still don't look great, im very aware i look like shit ( reason for posting was for showing off weightloss, not "I look bettah now then i did back then") I look less "skeleton face" in this one tho.
>> Anonymous
>>388644
I'm 193cm tall
>> Anonymous
>>388650
What are you talking about? You don't have a horrible face. It's disgusting the lack of self-respect you have.
>> Anonymous
>>388653
Thank you, really. I guess i'm just still used to being horribly fat, also, i don't really have that many contacts IRL, so i never, ever, have gotten a compliment for my weightloss ( except from my family, but you know.. ), especially not anything in the "you look better then you used to"-kinda way. Thanks again, im hoping my self-esteem will recover in a while :]
>> Anonymous
>>388663
There was a significant improvement. You do look better now, and you look good. This is a huge accomplishment in ones life. Most people are lazy fucks who are incapable of making any change.
>> Anonymous
>>388651
Oh, wow. You're tall

>>388615
hey man, e-mail me.
i wish to ask you stuff
>> Anonymous
>>388663
Oh man I know how you feel. I lost 23kg and nobody, NOBODY ever noticed or complimented me. I even had to drop hints for my parents to say it. Eventually I just gave up because what's the damn point.

>>388683
>NOBODY ever noticed or complimented me.
What self-centered shitty people you have in your life. Jesus Christ. I'm so fucking lucky.
>> Anonymous
>>388632
I think his body looks perfect at 82. He kinda reminds me of that actor from the horror movie, Mortuary. Although, I agree that he looks kinda hotter at 98 specially if he turned the flab into big muscles.
>> Anonymous
>>388689
I know. I'm putting all the weight back on now anyway.
>> Anonymous
>>388710
Stop right there faggot. Get that weight off and do it for yourself. THose shitty people don't matter in your life.
>> Anonymous
>>388710
Hm, weightloss-guy here, Im suprised you still had the urge to eat enough to gain weight after losing 26 kilo's, ever since i've hit my personal weight (77), i've been eating healthy/good and i dont EVER have the urge to go for candy, ive just created a healthy habbit instead of a fatty habbit after all that time, i guess. if you still can, go and reverse again, being thinner really makes some things in life easier. Or just do it for yourself, i mean, hell, you know it's the wiser/better thing to do. Anyhow, Good night anon! may this thread die in peace <3. Thanks for all the compliments again
