What's better for losing weight, swimming or running? And how much and how often?

If you're doing one or the other and NOTHING ELSE, swimming. As often as you can for as long as you can.

Just pick a direction and start running. Eventually you'll reach the ocean. Then you start swimming. When you reach land, start running again. Repeat until you've lost enough weight.

PS: I suggest picking east or west. If you run north or south, it's gonna be a bit cold for swimming.

Look it up on google.

Swimming will build you lots of muscle since it is resistance training. Swimming will not curb any appetite you may or may not have. Swimming in warm pools is gross, good luck finding a gym with adequate work-out temperatures.

Swimming is fucking hard when you first start.
