I joined the AF to see something new, to "upset my surroundings" as it were. I had fallen into this slump of work, college, and sleeping, and it sucked ass.
Now that I'm out of the AF, I have direction, training, a security clearance, all sorts of skills. You can go many directions in the Air Force; from being the fuck up that barely gets the job done to the go-to, gung ho as hell motherfucker that's guaranteed to succeed.
Like everything else in life, it's all a choice. The most interesting observation is that the people that are the most dead-set against the military are the ones who have never served...what a bunch of pussies
