So /fit/, questions about exercising-If i do say 3 sets of 40 sit-ups, and then the next day do 6 sets of 20 sit-ups, is there a difference in burn loss or is it all relative? Will i get the same results doing less in a longer time span or more in a shorter time span?Biggest Q, plz answer-Wearing a weight vest on an olyptical/ good or bad?Input would be appreciated

Itll be almost the same results, all depends on pace when you do them. As for the second question wearing a weighted vest isnt bad when doing cardio, so go ahead.
