So /fit/, I just biked about 25 miles in around 1.5 hours. Around 3 miles of that was on paved roads/sidewalks, the rest was on trails. Motivate me to not eat a whole 740 calorie pizza, please.

Whats the best you'll get from it? Nothing.

If you want pizza, I've seen some personal frozen ones that have like 330-350 calories and at least 30g of protein. At least get that. Or, order original crust garden pizza from Papa Johns, 10" or 12", forgot which. Each slice has about 150 calories.

The other day I had a great workout, and later on ordered some Chinese.

Fucking regretted it. I was exhausted, lethargic, and all the nice burny endorphins I had were drowned out in shitty General Tso's and lo mein.

Simple solution; go to a store and buy pizza dough mix ($.40-.70); about 140 calories depending upon brand.

Pasta Sauce (about 90 calories), or BBQ Sauce about 1/3 less calories then past sauce.
Cheese; here's the tricky thing, most mozzarella is about 140 calories to cover a pizza. There is other types of cheese out there that has less calories if you can find them.

Top with veggies, or chicken.

Its a decent size pizza for 1 person, and will fit into a 8'' pan, and its less calories and fat because its fresh ingredients compared to a frozen pizza, plus its fucking awesome

if you just get a habit of actually working out and liking it, it'll work out. just make sure to get out there.

youre not excersising to lose fat, you're doing it to get a metabolism. if you dont eat whit you want then the body will be unable to maintain this metabolism.

a good met will keep burning energy even when you fucking sleep. exersising becomes so fucking not worth it if you are just count the caloried burned during the activity itself. secret is to eat less in time since you grow less hungry since your body uses fat for energy from adrenaline and muscular excertion.

so eat that pizza, and DONT feel sorry for yourself in bed tomorrow and refuse to get out into the trail!
