quick question, im 6'1 180lbs, trying to get bodyfat down slightly but not allot, is it ok to eat the RDA (recomended daily allowance 60-70gm) of fat and do an intense workout, and still be able to lose weight, or do i have to eat minimal fat or whut?seeing as im not a whale i don tknow what will help,so halp
RDA is useless son.do your own research(paleo diet)
