Eat more. If you want to put on weight (muscle or fat) you're gonna have to eat more, lot's more.
I'm gonna reccomend you DON'T do squats or deadlifts. These are awesome exercises, but you need proper form and it's easy to go wrong there, especially if you're completely clueless like you.
Do other shit. I'm too lazy to right out all the movements. You've got the equip. Start on squats and deadlifts later.
Later can mean very soon, but you need to read up/getsomeonetoshowyou firtst. Ok?
