Dear /fit/This is my first time posting here. I am usually lurking on /b/ but I knew for a fact they wouldn't give me a serious answer for this so here goes:Are there exercises I can do just by myself (no free weights, machines) that work out my triceps, biceps and forearms? I have a developed chest and abs but I have been working on my arms lately. Any suggestions?Pic related but unrelated too
