Hey guys, what's a good way to make yourself go unconcious for a while without landing yourself in hospital or suffering long-term damage?

I actually have myself blackout with this.

Stand up. Hold your arms like you were bench pressing.

Now, tension every muscle in your body, starting from your arms, and moving down to your feet.

Quite weird experience to be honest.

Also, make sure there are no dangerous objects near you.

Get someone to rear naked choke you, easy to do.

I had a friend who could get unconcious by grasping his neck and pushing his adam's apple, i believe, basically rear naked choking himself

To black yourself out, or have a friend do it, take the edge of your hand and press it fairly hard into the left side of your neck, kind of close the jaw.

You close off, temporarily 3 veins or arteries or whatever, that are going to your brain. I do it sometimes when I'm not tired and need to go to bed. Just hold it there til I get sleepy then let go.

Learned this in martial arts, its normally a strike to the neck, but slow pressure allows you to control how much blood you block.

You really shouldnt do this though.
