other than that i just eat clean and do as much HIIT as possible
but in order to do that I take alot of contrast showers and ice baths, hopefully i'll be have abs around late december but it doesn't really matter since i'll be bulking up then, i just want to be at a low bf% to measure my progress in the mirror
