Hey /fit/. I just bought a bunch of T-Shirts like this, because I like them.. However, I have pretty scronny shoulders, as well as a scronny neck + chest. What are the best workouts to look like the dude in the picture.. Thanks!

Isometric work well on those muscles. Hold a relatively light weight at about a 45 degree angle above your shoulder, straight out to the side. Hold until you cant any more. Repeat 3-5 times per side. Or do both at once.
