Hey /fit/. So I moved out of my parent's house for school and I have to fend for myself in terms of meals. I get grocery money every week but I don't mind adding extra cash to it if i need to get stuff that are a better option as opposed to cheaper unhealthier food.This is where I need your help, /fit/. What should be on my grocery list? I'm doing my shopping today.Also, I'm a tad overweight and I'm looking to get in shape with this change in diet. (I'm also regularly doing SQUATZ so no worries in that area.)

OATZ. and none of that pre-packaged artificially sweetened bullshit either. get the 2 lb can of pure OATZ and sweeten it yourself with some brown sugar.
