hey /fit/ im 6 foot 2 and 265 pounds, i used to drink 3 44 oz sodas a day and eat out for almost every meal usually ordering a combo meal and something extra, for the past 3 weeks ive been limiting myself to 1 soda a day 32 oz or less, and have stuck to it. this week i started eating junk food only once a day which was hard because I work at a restaurant. Ive also started walking and golfing regularly. My question Is should I expect to lose any weight or just not gain any? I dont want to diet but i want to control my life and get into some better physical shape
Well, either way it shouldn't hurt. You could potentially lose weight, but at a slower rate than if you actually cut bad things out entirely.
Stop drinking soda completely man, even 1 32oz a day isn't good for your health. I know you've heard it countless times, but start drinking water.
