i dont use the program but i D/led the videos, they use push-up bars, pull up bars, and your choice of dumbbells or those resistance elastic bands, dumbbells range from 15lb-45lb in the routines. i would write down the routine from the videos and take the paper to the gym and u'll be good, other wise u'll need to get heavy resistance exercise elastic and a pull-up bar, the push-up bars are negotiable
