If you go to a gym then you want to sit on an inclined bench so your head is close to the floor and your legs are high up. Then get a weight on your chest, cross your arms on it and do crunches/situps. The steeper the bench and the higher the weight the harder it is, so you can work your abs like you would your biceps. 8-12 reps, failing on your third set.
