Wake-up every day @ 6:30, drive to college gym, stretch ~15 min, workout 45 min (alternate weights days and running/biking/swimming/wallclimbing/hill days), stretch again ~15 min, shower + shave + brush teeth ~15 min, head home, eat HUGE breakfast.
Starting Tuesday, Rugby practice 4:30pm-6pm, then BJJ from 6-7:30 in the afternoons along with my morning workouts
