Sorry but that weight loss from your job will only go so far. You'll bottom out eventually if you haven't already.
So guess what: you DO need to change your eating habits, but you don't have to go on a strict diet unless you want to be mean and lean. Basically, eat the Lite and low fat/low sugar version of foods you're already eating. Junk food is just that: junk. Many people eat junk food out of habit, not just for the taste. So make your bad habit of junk food a good one by eating something else in its place.
Also, look into a strength training/muscle building program. Muscles are constantly burning energy so they will help you lose more fat.
