Sudden bursts of outstanding Anonymous
Hey /fit/ - Tonight I DOUBLED my previous record for running in about half the time. The time before this I pushed myself far past my previous limit...then barfed. :P

I had a very nice stretch tonight (nothing felt tight or out of place) and I put on some new music.Rhapsody FTW!

What do you guys do to achieve sudden bursts of outstanding or are you guys consistent progress gainers? Do you guys have any tips for recovering stamina to continue running? Right now I run in bursts, 20 seconds then stop for 10.
