Very little food and lots of exercise. Take it from someone who's pulled weight for extended periods of time. Heavy exercise breaks down muscle tissue, and if no protein is consumed to build up the muscle after it's broken down, then the muscle is soar and'll bitch at you the next morning. Repeat this enough, and you'll feel like shit for a long time, but you'll definitely lose muscle mass. It really sucks to try and build it back up btw. tl;dr much exercise, limited food, decrease water levels in body.
My guess is that you're either a former body builder who needs to lose muscle for practical purposes, or you're a MTF transsexual.
