You can get plenty of calcium from vegetables (spinach, broccoli, leeks, etc.). If you're doing something like Starting Strength and have eat a lot of calories to gain weight, start drinking 1-2oz of olive oil with every meal (nasty stuff, but it works and it's cheap), and add a bit more protein.
