been having some strange pressure on my inner elbow(??!?!) if thats what you call it

anyway doesnt matter what i pick up if its a barbell doing curlz for da gurlz or a box of matches to a cellphone anything could make the pressure feeling appear though it doesnt last long

any idea what that is?

I had this for a while after working out everyday with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu every other day. Basically, millions of micro-tears occur on your elbow's tendons and muscle. Relax for a week or two, and lower your workout intensity in that muscle area.

also reading up on it, doesnt sound like it to me

sounds like elbow tendinitis is more painful when you move your elbow up and down

this rarely happens and it feels like a little pressure, not pain

Yeah, when I had this, it hurt whenever I did something that heavily involved the bicep.
