It's nice and simple OP
Make your own meals, anything that's pre made usually is loaded with crap. And by cooking you're aware of the stuff you're putting into your body.
Instead of munching out on popcorn or a pop-tart, start making smoothies, just grab some frozen fruit and some fruit juice and you're all set.
Fast food is right out.
When you go out to eat, look for grilled foods or steamed foods, they generally are better for you.
