Recovery Advice Needed Anonymous
Hey /fit/
I've joined a boxing club in Japan and they train every tuesday and thursday.

Thing is, I trained on Thursday and my body is fucking wrecked. Particularly my biceps.

I have 2-3 days left to recover before my next session but I am more concerned about the 1 day gap between Tuesday and Wednesday, given the fact that my recovery rate has been so slow.

Any advice on speeding up recovery/ preventative measures for my body? I think its just lactic acid. But its REALLY sore.

I'm all for going but I just don't want to tear a muscle or something. Right now even everyday actions are difficult.

It's boxing, not power lifting. Just get a proper stretch and warmup, and you'll be fine.
