I've just completed my first week back in the gym after 6 months of being lazy and feeling sorry for myself for being a skinny runt. I'd forgotten just how great it feels to work out. This time last week I felt depressed and lethargic. Now, after just 3 short workouts, I feel full of energy and really happy. Lifting weights is the best anti-depressant in the world. I'm not gonna quit this time either, I'm gonna make it. This time in 6 months, I'm gonna be a shredded muscle bound stud

Feel good man!!!

Hey OP, I used to feel depressed and lethargic quite often myself. Usually I'd smoke pot and piss my time away, but eventually I started working out more often like yourself and I am now in the greatest shape of my life. Though I've still got a lot of work to do.

Good luck to ya, brah.

What feels good man is doing squats until you can't walk.

It took me three minutes to get downstairs.
