If I can get my hands on it:

Raw milk, yes or no?

I want that micellar casein, yet don't want to pay for biotest's Metabolic Drive supplement.

You from the UK? myprotein have a really good casein powder for cheap.

Actually myprotein fucking own.

definitely yes, it has all the good stuff milk is supposed to have since it haven't been pasteurised to kill off bacteria (and in the process fragile vitamins, proteins and all the enzymes from the cow)

although since they didn't kill the milk, there is still a risk of contracting Q fever which is extremely infectious since a single bacteria will infect you, it has some shit symptoms but it's easily treated with antibiotics so not to worry..

tl;dr milk as it was supposed to be is FTW

Naw man, American. There's a local farmers market here that might sell it. Might, idk, gonna have to actually go down and check it out. The micellar casein found in raw milk (and that T-nation supp) is supposed to be many times better than regular casein powders.

That's what's kind of scary, getting sick because the raw milk spoils so fast. If the farmer's market has it, I'm going to ask the guy if it came straight out of the cow's ass, I don't want e.coli or Q fever or some other country bumpkin's disease.

Oh wait, OP here, surfing that UK site and found some micellar casein <http://www.myprotein.co.uk/bulk-powders/protein-powders/instant-milk-protein/>

Looks good, it's cheaper for the same amount at T-nation, but they don't ship to the US.

Where in America? In Southern California its not too hard to find and if you can find a farmer sometimes they'll sell it direct.

Check with "holistic" or "whole" or "all natural" hippie type places.

PS: Selling Raw milk is illegal in some states.

Virginia. It appears to be one of the 22 states where it's legal. If it's not, the gubmint isn't going to stop me from drinking raw milk.
