Hi there.
I just wanted to know if it's everything ok with me coz well.. im always feeling like having a shit. Especially around lunch time. I would like to change my shit time to 8AM. How can i do it?

Erm... maybe you are eating quite late? try not to eat after 6pm which should give your food time to digest allowing for early morning poops?

Well you should not be having just three meals a day.

7am, 12pm, 8pm etc

you should be having like 5 meals a day at a more spaced out intervals.

Try having dinner at 12pm, then something else at like 3pm and finally something at 6pm

you shouldnt be hungry past that, if you are, just drink water.
