Hey /fit/,I've run into a problem. Last monday I was pulling, and I managed a 100 lbs. single arm snatch on a barbell. Problem - today pulling again, but I was actually struggling to do 80 lbs., and failed at 85. I've been training hard lately, so it could be overtraining, but I doubt it because all I do is pull heavy on monday, push on tuesday, rest on wednesday, pull thursday, and push friday.
did you eat anything before working out on your fail day?you may have been low on energy
You're burning out. Take a few days off with light, active recovery, then jump back into it.
Single arm snatch is probably CNS intensive, so your nervous system hasn't recovered completely.
