Is that your hand OP? That's pretty impressively sweaty.

Palms only have merocrine sweat glands right? Not the apocrine ones.

sweaty 24/7 or only when you're nervous?

OP here:
Its a usual thing. Theyre more clammy than sweaty. Room temperature to cold weather, theyre clammy most of the time. When its hot, they just sweat more than your average person.

I know this is stupid and not actually a viable solution, but try putting deoderant on them and see how much they sweat with it on.

Are you a very sweaty person elsewhere?

OP: No not really. Only on my hands is it irregular. Its just weird when people touch my hands that its nasty, or if i touch someone else.

Could be an anxiety thing. Had a friend who had that.

Its not from that nerves or anxiety. It happens all the time when im calm, most of the time actually. It does spike when i get really nervous though.

Look into hyperhidrosis

I have the same thing in my armpits and face.

When you go to shake hands with someone just dry them on your pants nonchalantly. Doesn't solve the problem but it covers it some.

I think i have that on my balls,
I take a shower, then like 2 hours later they smell again.

Its just gross. I take that back, they arent sweaty. Theyre clammy. Moist and warm when its cold. Just nasty to touch and wiping them on my clothes doesnt work.

I'm in a good mood so here goes:

To make them regular either of the following in this order preferably;
1. Antiperspirants with a high aluminium cholride content such as Odaban
2. Iontophoresis
3. Endoscopic Transthoracic Sympathectomy

As to what's causing it? Google (palmar) hyperhidrosis

Iontophoresis works well. Get a regulated power supply, not a cheap DC adapter. Get a metal plate (like a dish) and a metal plate (like a flat piece of metal). Pour tap water into the metal dish, put a moist paper towel on the flat metal plate and step on it. Submerge your palm into the metal plate and crank up the voltage until your palm feels tingly or the highest your can handle. Do it for an hour a day for a few days and you'll have bone dry hand for a few weeks. Do it once a week to maintain it even longer.
