How do I calculate how many calories I've burned during a session of HIIT? Give me an example please or some site that will help me get a general idea.

no idea dude, but from what i understand it isnt the calories you burn during the session, but the amount you burn from an increased metabolism for 24 hours after it.

really it doesnt matter, you will likely only be able to do 15 or so minutes of actual hit at a 1:1 ratio if that, but just do as much as you can as hard as you can, and eat ~250 less than maintenance.

I'm planning on alternating HIIT days with my regular cardio days (which consist of 60 mins of biking riding everyday). I'm looking to shake things up. I know HIIT gives you a slightly higher EPOC which makes you burn calories after the workout, which makes it hard for me to calculate and therefore hard to adjust my calorie intake accordingly.
