Hi /fit/

I'm a really skinny guy. I practically have no muscles, at all. Even though I eat a lot of mcdonalds and shitfood (not healthy, i know) i'm ridicilously skinny. The thing is - i'm 15 and still live under my parents roof - so it's hard to choose my own meals, i have some control over it but I can't follow a specific schedule of eating the stuff I want or whatever.
What should I do to have more mass and muscles?
I don't wanna go to the gym because I'm so fucking scrawny it'd just be embarrassing. So what can I eat and do at home to get more mass?

This has to be said, too, you're 15. Few people at 15 will have great muscularity. I'm not discouraging you from training for fitness, but read up on the basics and decide what you want to achieve beforehand.

If you want to gain weight then a muscle building workout is needed, also protein shakes add the muscle without the artery clogging, but you have to workout to make the shakes work. also being bulky doesnt mean being strong. I know skinny guys arms about a thick as a subway sammich that can knock you out in a few punches. That's called toning keep your size gain strength. three types of muscles red, white and pink. Red have lots of power but burn out quickly, sprinters are these kinds. white has a medium range of power and last a long time. distance runners or boxers. Pink is a combination of the two working the muscles so that they last along time and have alot of power, but they take dedicated training to achieve, more than most people care to spend. Society doesn't need that anymore. If you wanna look buff go with red (body building) if you wanna be fit go white, if you wanna chuck norris someones face in go pink and body build with underlying toning (things like a year of straight body building then a year of toning do this very hard to keep up with. Bite the bullet, go to the gym.

Start eating 3500+ calories, tell your parents you want more food like chicken, fish, beef, vegies, potatos, rice etc

Eat atleast 200 grams of protein, if that means 2 litres of milk a day aswell as protein shakes, then get 2 litres of milk and protein shakes (Milk's a great way to increase calorie and protein intake).

Aside from that, the program that would suite you is called west side for skinny bastards, you NEED it.

Ignore the kettlebell's and the idiot who has to say red, white and pink and "toning" (bet you he has no idea what muscle tone actually reffers to) but he's right about the muscle fiber breakdown, what he doesn't understand is XBOXHUEG builders are predominantly "white" (slow twitch) it's all sarcoplasmic hypertrophy, most of their rep ranges are over 10, the big fat dudes who lift the earth of the universe type of people, are the ones with alot of slow twitch (red).

EAT MORE, 3500+ calories, 200+ grams of protein.

you have to make sure the junior crew is competitive though... Tempe, AZ happens to have one of the most intense Junior Crews in the US

we came in second during the heart of texas sprints ONLY to the longhorns... our boat was all high schoolers, 2 juniors, 3, sophomores, 3 frosh... it was UT Austin's varsity crew... (I'll grant it wasn't even a close second but out of 8 lanes there was only one other junior crew, the rest were various western US universities)

I was thinner than you are, but I started going to the gym around 3-6 times a week, and taking martial arts 5 times a week.

I'm also eating healthy, and eat 4 times a day plus snacks.

I'm following the 4chan cry of SQUATZ, PRESS, DIPS, PULL UP, MILITARY PRESS with a couple of other exercises. I'm already seeing results.
