Daily HIIT Anonymous
I recently started doing HIIT on my exercise bike and was wondering about any problems with doing it daily. I usually do 4 minutes of warmup followed by 10 periods of max intensity for 30 seconds then 60 seconds normal intensity. Im curious to know what, if any problems would arise with me doing that every morning before work (Monday through Friday).
