Alright /fit/, i told you i would be back a few days ago.

I'm 6'2", 235 pounds.
pic is me.

What exacly should i be doing at the gym? i want to lose as much weight as possible, and what should my diet consist of? I manage a kitchen so nothing is really off bounds as i can get it.

Go to the gym, and get your fat ass on a bike or ski machine and do atleast 45 minutes worth of cardio 5 days a week.

go to the gym, do a 5 day split

lift 5 days and try to build up your cardio endurance so you can do 5-10 minutes of HIIT and then possibly 10, but push yourself and try interval training frequently. long duration cardio DOES NOFIN AT ALL

Okay, first off I'd try to gradually get into better eating habits: cut down on the meat, eat organic instead of processed, try to dodge fructose corn syrup because it makes you hungry, and eat a healthy amount of fiber + water (you need the water to go with the fiber to poop correctly, plus it helps flush your system -- thanks nutrition class!).

And especially cut out the soda. It's one of the easiest ways to gain weight and it causes a host of other problems.

When it comes to exercise you can never go wrong by walking/jogging with inserts of sprints. I think it's been proven that sprints plus walking is better for you than a constant jog for weight loss, plus it's fun to mix it up.

I mostly know of good eating habits vs exercise since I need to exercise more myself, so sorry I can't help you out more in that area.

do one of the two 5 day splits, I did the 2nd one when I was cutting

pretty simple I did 5 minutes of warm up bike cardio, 45 lifting, 10 HIIT

burns a shitton of fat and its more fun than just constantly going on a bike or jogging for 45m/hr

Eat right and do weightlifting (http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/ is a good choice; if you can't do good form for squats do barbell step-ups instead), and then some cardio I guess.

I'm down from 272 last April.

Alright /fit/, I just read all that stuff and have decided to do the 5X5 stronglifts with cardio at the gym...

I will possibly post results in a month... thank you for all your help, and don't remember me as the fat guy I am now, but for the newfag asking for help.... actually, disregard that, I suck cocks.
