i need some suggestions for effective posture exercises.

im guessing your back is undefined cause you dont train it enough
and due to your chest being stronger than your back, your chest muscles pull your shoulders forward, giving you shitty posture

bent over rows, upright rows, dumbell rows, deadlifts... all great back excercises

Everyone here already listed good exercises that will give you the strength to maintain posture. Now all you need to do is practice. Stretch your hip flexors, stand up straight, and fix your kyphosis by pulling your head back and elongating it upwards.
