why doesn't stronglifts 5x5 incorporate dumbell curls? it just uses chinups (as opposed to overhand pullups) once every 4 workouts (which is 3 times every 4 weeks)is that really enough for the biceps?
bicep curls i mean. obviously it doesn't have to be with dumbells.

Stronglifts is just a template. Nothing is set in concrete-- if you feel like you want more bicep/lat work, don't let faggots hold you back from progressing faster then they are.
