* sodium (Na+) * potassium (K+) * chloride (Cl-) * calcium (Ca2+) * magnesium (Mg2+) * bicarbonate (HCO3-) * phosphate (PO42-) * sulfate (SO42-)
The most common one people do not get enough of is potassium. Try eating a banana.
