You do sets of 15-12-9 of 90lbs curl reps at 140lbs? Wut.Also your gains seem to be quite disproportional, and quite frankly I'm having trouble picturing a person with those sorts of numbers.
Oh yeah, forgot to say I do the lifting on machines, so the balancing is done for me, therefore I can life more weight on them. Working on doing free weights, but wanted to get form down first.
