Stretch Marks Anonymous
I know pregnancy and losing a lot of weight causes stretch marks, but what else does?

I've never been pregnant. I'm 5'3, 120lbs, and only lost about 20lbs a few years back in high school. I have a DDchest, good, firm stomach and strong thighs- however, I'm extremely self-concious about the stretch marks that I seem to have everywhere. I have them all around my breasts, my butt, all around my thighs, behind the knee and my calves.

Granted, they've been getting lighter over the years, but are still quite noticable to me.

So, once again, what causes them? Is there any way to get rid of them?

I have stretch marks in the same place as the that picture.

They're caused by skin stretching.

Try cream with Vitamin-E. Theres lots of over the counter specific stuff for Stretch marks but I'm not sure how well any of them work.

No way to get rid of them; you can just make them look less obvious. Personally I have some in the same place as the OP and I don't really mind. Doesn't look that bad imo as long as they're not the typical fatty fatass stretches on belly and lovehandles.

Losing weight doesn't cause marks, it just makes them look nasty like an overly stretched piece of plastic wrap if you try to return it to normal size. Growth spurts can also cause them though.
Wait why am I typing this. Check wikipedia you lazy piece of shit.

Hate to break it to you, but that's where the majority of women's stretchmarks are. A woman doesn't have to be a "fatty" to get them either. Growth spurts (adolescence to puberty, especially) are the primary cause.

Just speaking for myself like the egocentric sociopath I am.

Just get a deep tan every summer and let it fade during the winter. Repeat a few times and they become invisible.

Good idea. OP will be back in a few years asking how to get rid of the giant moles on her back that are growing an inch a week.

I said tan, not skin cancer. Sun screen motherfucker, do you use it?
