Just for kicks I'm going to lock myself in my barn loft for the month of August. I'll probably be doing quite a bit of calisthenics (with a touch of yoga) to pass time. All of my food will need to be non-refrigerated, and preferably pre-packaged.This is daily diet -- adjust as needed.1 gallon of Water8 oz of green tea2 cans of assorted fruit (cocktail, peaches, pears, oranges, ect.) in light syrup2 cans of veggies1 stick of beef jerky10 Triscuit crackers2 Tums & 1 Men's 1-A-Day VitaminI was thinking of adding in a small can of baked beans, but don't know how that'd be on the colon. Or should I just get some protein supplements instead of meat.
