find a deck of cards. shuffle it. start drawing cards off the top of the deck. for red cards, do that number of pushups, for black cards, do that number of crunches. face cards=10 of whatever. if you're out of shape you should start off doing the entire deck over an evening, its gonna be hard as hell. once you can do the entire deck from start to finish without a break, you have become a real man
