Hey /fit/

I got back from the gym and had myself 4 lovely hard boild eggs and some rye bread. I'm not ready for protein shakes yet.

What does /fit/ like to chow down on after working out?

no, a few hours do nothing.

I eat a can of tuna mixed with mayonaise(?), sweetcorn and some chili peppers.
I don't know if this benifits my workout but I love it.

Fried eggs with caviar on whole-grain bread, or sometimes Mackerel in tomato. Its my opinion that protein shake is too much money for too little unless youre very skinny.
