What are your results out of this work out routine? Looks like you're getting no variety, which may be causing you to have disproportioned muscles.
My older sister is some kind of physical therapist; she recently had a patient who did WAY too many sit-ups per day and ended up having a permanently disfigured back. No joke.
And lastly, you've got to give your body time to recover. I would do just push ups and sit ups on day....then everything else the other.
