I'm looking into joining a 40 dollar/month gym. I'm checking it out today, what should I look for?Also, I was wondering whether I should abandon my current ab routine in favor of an ab machine.I'm 5'9" 148 pounds. Looking to gain lean muscle, make my abs stronger, as well as getting sexy arms.Deliver...now.Pic unrelated, I guess.
The key to good strong abs is muscle confusion. Switch up your ab routine often, dont just do 100 situps or crunches. Do scissors and bicycles, you can find a lot of good routines on google.
My routine is essentially ab ripper x, just customized a bit. I do 25 reps of about 10 moves.
