hey, i lost like 10-20 pounds because of stress. i'm 6'2" and ~150. I want to gain a bunch of weight and muscle back, but while staying healthy. i don't drink soda or eat fast food much which makes it harder to gain weight. i'm not a health nut so I really don't know shit about how often I should eat, whether I should do cardio or weights or body weight exercises or whatever. how do I gain weight while staying healthy and not spending 100 dollars a day on organic health food?

that said. don't be hungry. ever. when there's space in your belly, fill it with high protein and high carb food.

lift weights. heavy weights. till you can't lift them any more. then wait a few minutes and do it again. then go home and eat a shitload then sleep.

weights will give you size gains. cardio will make you lose weight. bodyweight excercises, yeah sure if you want.

thats about it.
