Try to eat up to 8 times a day on smaller portions, cut down the carbs and increase protein intake. Try to eat something every few hours to keep the hunger away and to avoid binge eating. Try replacing some meals with protein shakes.
At your weight you should probably just start walking and take it easy in the start, and increase the work as you progress.
