well i can't really gain weight. i'm 145 LBS and 5'10" and it's nearly all muscle. i lift weights quite often. i've kinda got the build of a soccer player or runner. my legs and core are huge but my arms are pathetic and small. can only bench like 120.
the only time i find myself gaining weight is when i eat a fuckton at night and then go to sleep, then i feel awful and weigh two pounds more for a day. then i lose it.

so anyway, what can i eat to GAIN WEIGHT? i can't really get much stronger until i do.
please don't tell me to go eat a pizza or something unhealthful. something i hear about OATZ?

Guess what, that's what you have to do.

Try slowing down your metabolism by eating 3 huge meals a day, instead of like 5.

Also, stuff high in carbs and protein would be your best bet. Put some sort of sauce on everything
