you're doing it right. stick with it for a few more weeks (6-8) and you'll start seeing body fat go lower and lower. that is really the ultimate goal here. let's say you end up with 12% body fat but weigh 170 lbs, how is that a bad thing?
and yea just so you know... I meant it when I said you're doing it right. your cal/day, meals in general, etc. the proof is in the body fat %.
