Hey /fit/, I'm in an annoying situation.I started stronglifts 5x5 a week ago and I've actually LOST a pound. Its not much, but seeing as I was hoping to gain at least half a pound this annoyed me. I did some research, took some online quizzes, and apparently I'm a ectomorph and a mesomorph, but I think I lean towards ectomorph. (5'7'', 124 pounds)Can ya'll help me on what I should eat and when, such as lots of calories before bed, but keep in mind that I'm underage b& so it'll be hard for me to buy lots of food.
Another person said it's bad for you to be doing heavy lifting at a young age, for it will stunt your growth.
>>232485as an ex power lifter starting when i was 15 i can say that it doesnt stunt your growth. It snaps your back sure and you can never lift again but it wont do anything to effect your growth.
