Sup /fit/ =)

I'm preparing for a 42km marathon which will take place in about 2 and a half months. Started training regularly now, my usual plan would be a 8km ~ 10km run every tuesday, thursday and saturday morning. And a 2.4km jog in the evening on the same day. Eating plenty of bread and banana. Drinking plenty of milk and protein shakes.

But i'm wondering if i'm actually doing more harm then good with this method. And also i have to wear a knee support everything i go out for a run, i've this sharp pain at the right side of my right knee cap. Hurts when i bend my right leg, kinda like a nail being hammered in.

Any advice /fit/?
