I am usually. Some people I know just get real psyched after working out though, no matter how much they just did. Different for every person, I guess...I get real pumped and psyched mid-workout, but when it's over, I just crash.

Guys with high sex drives, aka more testosterone, might be extra horny after a gym trip. Lots of good hormones are flowing after exercising. I'm down to bone afterwards, no matter how hard I worked - unless some cramping or something has sent in, then give me a minute and then we'll bone.

For those that feel extra pumped to do shit after the gym you may want to try working out harder..

I mean if you're hitting the gym for fat loss you should definetly be too tired, if you're hitting the gym for muscle gain whatever you worked that day should be fatigue'ed to hell. Testosterone levels peak at around 60 minutes and slowly go down after that, so you might as well work out that long. But if you're showing up to the gym and doing 30 minutes of work .. basically just getting your hormones really pumping then theres a reason you're ready/horny.

You can ignore me if you work out for 75 minutes or so, repeatedly fatigue to failure and can still come out feeling like a monster.

The only exception is if you're going just to tone and such and to stay in shape I guess?

I know when I'm hitting a good cardio work out I'm eying all the wimmenz around me thinking RAPE RAPE FUCKING WHORE TAKE CAWK NAO. It's kinded hard not to when you see a bunch of jiggling asses and tits around you.
