Hi /fit/

I'm currently 5'6" and 300lbs. Is there any way for me to get really ripped abs in a couple of months without really doing to much excercise or changing my diet much? Maybe using low weights and doing high reps? Also, I don't really want my legs getting to big, so I wont work them out at all.
