I'm new to this area.

I need a few ideas for a good workout. I'll give a bit of background about me. thanks for help.

I already do sets of 20 push ups and 20 sit ups a few times a day.

I weight 180 and I'm like... 5"6' (may have the ' " backwards... aha"

Do you have a good beginner schedule for getting into shape to run daily or a few times a week.

But I'm working towards what you see in the picture
