heya /fit/

ive been trying to brun at least 1/2 the calories i take in per day

When eating, I would try to remember not to consume as much because i remembered
less calories = less work to be done

i realized i may not be eating as much as i should..

so can /fit/ let me know how many calories i should be consuming /day?
im trying to cut btw.

Also, when i lie down of an extended amount of time, and then stand up. I become extremely dizzy for a good 15 seconds. Unable to see or move, its quite scary. (more specifically, i can move. but cannot feel myself moving.)

Might this be connected to the new eating habit? or maybe the extreme loss of weight?

consume at least 1500 calories a day, or 1300 for slightly faster weight loss.

Try not to loose more than 1-2 ponds per week. REMEMBER THAT ONE POUND IS EQUAL TO 3500 CALORIES. So to loose 2 pounds in one week, you would have to loose 7000 calories. which means that if you typically eat 2500 calories per day to maintain weight, you would have to cut out 500 calories of food, and work off an extra 500 calories per day to loose 2lbs in one week.
Eating 1300 calories really isn't very healthy unless you're 12 years old and 60 lbs.

you need to drink more water. that's a symptom of dehydration.
