help /fit/. I weigh 155 lb and I'm only 5'8". Doesn't sound so bad, except I'm missing a leg. How do I get cardio to lose weight? I wanna start banging chicks again.

Try rowing for cardio?

Or engineer some kind of one-leg elliptical machine.

Just search the internet for chicks with stumpfucking fetishes. I wish I was kidding.

just run man. 4 or 5 times a week for 30minutes. No way you don't have time to do that. Jump roping is good for those who don't like to run. It's my personal favorite. Weightlifting 3 times a week is a good idea, going to bodybuilding.com and finding a sample work out would be a great start. Remember good things come to those who work for em.

Speed bag bro. Best upper body cardio you can do minimizing the need of your legs

Why is it that everybody on /fit/'s missing legs and eyes? Anyway, My suggestion would be to lose the other leg somehow and get those metallic hook legs that give Olympic runners unfair advantages.
