What are some things that /fit/ likes to whip up for themselves?

One of my favorite snacks is a cup of sugar-free strawberry Jello, 4 tbsp cottage cheese, and half a serving of peanuts all in one bowl. They all taste so damn good together.

It's only 3-4 effective carbs, too (I'm on keto.)

My favorite thing to get after a workout is Homewreaker from Moe's, along with a big bowl of guacamole:

Homewreaker:
Calories: 1071, Fat: 41g, Carbs: 128g, Protein: 54g

Guacamole:
Calories: 210, Fat: 15g, Carbs: 18g, Protein: 6g

With that I'll have a couple quarts of milk.

I have my variant of this>>310465along with my breakfast (2 eggs, 400ml milk, 1 banana, ~100g blueberries, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 scoop of weight gain formula.)

And my (inferior) variant of this>>310493for an afternoon snack (2 tablespoons of processed peanut butter, 1 banana, 400ml milk, ice cubes.) I'm going to substitute in whey, and probably chocolate whey too, fuck yes.
