Hey OP if you honestly have trouble, and are willing to devote yourself and your time, here is what I used to lose about 30 pounds over 5 weeks in the summer:

I did it with consistent exercise, small meals that were part of the diet plan and most importantly I NEVER BROKE THE DIET. It requires a lot of willpower so if you don't have any, don't try it.
