So, fit. I run the 400m and 800m.

I weight train; squatzz, dead lifts, snatches, cleans.

I have practice Tuesday mornings and Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after school.

I run quite a bit, usually between 15-40 mins like 6 days a week.

What else should I be doing? What is the best diet for me? How long should I train, and what?

Also, I eat a lot. I try to eat healthy but I'm not sure how much I should be eating and what kind of stuff. I eat big portions and I have like 6 meals a day, should I eat smaller portions? If so, how? I eat a lot of sandwiches and stuff since I'm at school.

If you aren't gaining fat weight, I wouldn't worry too much about cutting back on food.

And damn, you work a lot. Do you have any rest periods for your legs in that crazy workout?
