Water is pretty much one of THE essential things for exercise and health, so what's your water bottle look like?

I use one of these suckers (the one I use is not pictured, but it's the same brand). 1.5 liters. I can't fathom anyone lugging around the biggest pictured here though.

BRITA FILTERS, DO YOU USE THEM?
>> Theodore Roosevelt !!J8LZ2zthmwi
I get one of the gallon ones and carry it around with me all day...that's my minimum amount of water for the day. Usually if I'm doing something stressful at work or working out I'll drink extra water.

I use a litre sigg bottle (blue, simple with grip surface (not shiny/smooth), just has swiss cross and SIGG BOTTLE TEXT on it) for weights, and a .6 litre sigg bottle (weird asian dragon design, smooth) for cardio since I drink way less water during that.

You need to change the filters more than twice a year.

You have to change the filter before you use the fucking thing for the first time?

You have to rinse the filter a couple of times. It's not SQUEAKY CLEAN out of the ox.

No, I don't. My tap water tastes fine, it's sand dune filtered.

What do these filters do besides taste?

Clears out the crap because your sanitation department doesn't want to.

what kind of crap

because there's female hormones in our tap water supply (UK) and the filtration stations can't remove them

So I doubt a little plastic store bought filter could

I wouldn't know, mine was mail-ordered

your filtration stations are conspiring with the home filtration product companies to sell units.

This. I usually use about one per week, filling it from my Brita every day, before the mouth starts to smell funny, then I go buy a new one.

At least a gallon a day is my rule. More if I go lifting, running, or do groundfighting.
