Unless there are growth hormones still in your bones, it's unlikely that you will grow any taller. However, if you take your calcium and work out well, then you should continue growing until you are at least 20.

There are also extremely dangerous surgical procedures that involve extending your legs and arms with titanium rods usually reserved for kids with polio and whatnot.

Unfortunately, you can't. You can improve it, though. I don't have full-on scoliosis, so as long as I keep up with appropriate exercise and posture, I should be okay.
