Help me fit,

I am 5,8 and 162 lbs.
Look at the pic, my current state. I do workout 3-4 times a week since 6 months.

Am I too fat?

You're not that bad. From that pic it looks like you could stand to lose about twenty or so pounds.

Google HIIT cardio and try that. My brother's lost over sixty pounds on it so far

i am the same height, and around the same weight. maybe a tad bit more but i am thinner .ive been working out for the last 2 months, but i used to work out a lot the previous year. try to push urself more. eat healthy. and drink lots of water. if u cant eat healthy its not worth doing all that work

Problem is, you don't need to lose weight, you need to lose body fat.

my scale is messed up I think, how is it possible that I have 25% bodyfat??? Look at the picture...
