What would you estimate my daily caloric intake to be?
today i had
breakfast: 2 eggs on a muffin and slice of cheese 3/4 cup oatmeal snack none today... lunch: two-fistfuls of pasta with tomato sauce ~30g chicken with peppers and tomatoes and black beans snack: cottage cheese plain yogurt and honey workout post workout banana and 18oz milk dinner: 35g salmon, 1 cup baked beans (bushes), 1.2 cup summer squash, fist of pasta before bed: protein shake in 2% milk and pbj
