Apple cider vinegar. I heard it was a good thing to use during a diet, helps burning the fat if you take it after dinner (just sip a little in a glass then add water otherwise it's too bitter to drink). Plus, help you better digest, and seems to have various positive effects on the body. Don't know much, I've seen people taking it and it looks effective (maybe not as much as some web sites are saying), though some articles on google claim it's not the case...

What do you think? Anyone is using it?
