BREAKFAST Anonymous
So, /fit/ what is the best healthy breakfast?

I like oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts

or egg sandwich

Oatmeal with cut up fresh fruit is awesome.

Or some cereal, that's high fiber low sugar.

Who knows.

Sometimes I eat high protein (40 grams or more) breakfasts, sometimes I just eat Oatmeal, which is grand. I like cottage cheese with milk and fruit as my protein breakfast of choice.

Eggs also.

generally i like a light breakfast followed later in an hour or two by an actuall little meal, so when i get up, maby a Yogurt and a glass of Tang or Juice of some sort. works for me, *shrug*

Two or three slices of rye bread with eggs, a bowl of low fat yoghurt with high fiber cereal, and usually an orange.

Breakfest is greatest meal for skinny man.

yeah I usually have 2 big bowls of shredded wheat and bran flakes with 2 cut up bananas, and a fried egg or two on whole wheat bread.
