yeah, you'd think i'd have realized that hey, you need your lower back to be good to go when you do squats since that's what is supporting your freaking torso during all of this, but hey, i was just set on doing deadlifts because i wanted to include them into my workout. i think i'll move them to my chest/back days instead.
i then proceeded to try and go through my forms in tae kwon do but spent most of the time laying down on the mat because staying upright was such a hassle.
