Every time I check /fit/, I do 10 push-ups. Builds a good pattern. What sort of related habits does /fit/ use to stay/get into shape?

when i wake up, i make breakfast and set a 2 hour countdown timer the second i start eating

then i drink a powerade on the road to the gym, then workout, then tuna.

been doing it for 2 years
