fruit digests in 1-2 hours, a burger in like 8. i wish i knew the source i read this in, i need more examples..
have a fruit or two, and as **little** protein as will satisfy. save the protein devouring for the next morning.
also, lights out earlier should help reduce cravings. the less light late, the better.
