how much weight? basically if it's under 20 lbs. you're going to have to eat protein, whole grains, drink tons of water, exercise a lot (running, weight training, calisthenics), eat right (lots of veggies and fruits, cut out candy and cake and any white bread) eat more fiber (cereal, salad, supplements) clean your system out (cranberry juice, laxatives, sauna suits, saunas. it'll be hard but you can do it if you stick to it.
