Hello there, /fit/.

I'm a rather in shape person (I work out every day, watch what I eat, etc.) but my favorite food is eggs, which I think may be my downfall in the health department. At my current rate, I'm eating 10-15 eggs a week.

What is a more healthy amount that can still get me my egg fix?

just take out some yolks, and only eat like 2 yolks a day

eggs are one of the most perfect foods.
low calorie and has every nutrient needed except vitamin c.
you could eat nothing but eggs and fruit your whole life with no detrimental effects.
