hello /fit/. I am a fattie, but I still try to use my treadmill to at least walk. I go at 3.5 mph, and for at least 52 minutes a day. By the end, I get at least 3.1 miles and 420 calories. I have also restricted my calorie intake. So, how good is this? Will I get good results? I would lift weights as you guys mention, but I don't want to fuck up my growth (I'm a little underage and still growing).

If you're a real fattie don't run, it's bad for your knees because you're so fat. Get on an eliptical or a rower, and move faster your heart rate's not high enough if you're only getting 3.1 miles in 52 minutes.

Fit people will have a lower heartrate at all levels of activity. It's possible he needs to speed up, but it's equally possible that he doesn't.
