Hey /fit/ I have a question.I plan to go workout today, I am out of eggs, and whey. The ony things I really have in the house is 2% milk and Split yellow peas.The peas have like 24g protien and 64g of carb, half of which is fibre. I don't know the stats for milk.Would the Peas work for a postworkout meal? Or should I go for a litre of milk?In return, delicious chest.
