Try doing a good diet, no starvation but just go around 1500kcal/day, even if your doing hard training. Biking 1 hour a day is fucking useless if your doing it for training, you must exhaust yourself to the limit, biking like a fucking beast, or hills. Drink loads of water, skip all candy&soda. I'd say you need more training, perhaps a daily rutine of pushups, jumpingjacks, running, skipping or walking if you so wish, you don't got THAT much fat to lose, It won't take you years, moar like months
