absorb milk and eggs
stay away from sugar and shitty mcdonalds food if you can, you can eat some of it and get away with it but if you eat too much you'll end up all skinnyfat
i didn't do cardio while gaining weight, but thats just me
well thats what i did, probably not perfect but whatever
