This thread inspired a question from me. I am currently doing 3 sets and 20 reps of curls with a 30 lb barbell.. I only have 1 bar and I can take weights on and off.. I have 6 more lbs I can put on but I cannot do 20 curls with the 36 lb dumbell. I want to my muscles to get bigger what sets/reps should I do?
