Hey /fit/.

I'm having trouble with my leg exercises lately. I do a fair amount of upper body training, but I have come to despise the lower body training with a passion. I can't tell you exactly why I feel like this. I guess it's because I get no pleasure from training my legs.

My question is, are there any good exercises for the legs which are pretty easy to pick up? I don't mind getting out of breath or exerting myself but I need something that's fun and which doesn't feel like a big chore.

I suppose if I just did more cycling and swimming, this in itself would tone up my legs, but I'm worried about having a bulky upper body and a weak lower body.

if you're cycling and swimming, chances are you wont get bulky anywhere, but anywhere.

Squats
Front Squats
Hack Squats
Leg Press
Cleans

are all great leg exercises. Google 'em, you'll want to eat fucktonnes on leg day too.

deadlifts are also a leg exercise in their own way

lunges are technically easy but make you want to kill yourself
