juice is terrible.
It's empty calories. Sugar is fucking sugar, it doesn't matter if they're refined as hell or natural fruit sugar. It metabolizes the same. Juice is never good, end of story.
There are other reasons as well. Besides empty calories, it isn't filling by any means, getting vitamins is calorie free, there's no fucking fiber in it, and you're drinking like four-five oranges in a glass. Instead, eat the fucking thing itself. Has great fiber, is filling, and just tastier in my opinion.
