Alright I need help. I used to be overly obese and then I lost my weight by running. Now I'm "skinny-fat." You can't see too well in the picture, but you can totally see my ribs, but I have gross tummy fat. :[ I figured I would start going to the gym to lift weights (for everything, not just my abs) but with the main focus on my abs. Can you guys tell me the basics and shit? (I dont even know what a rep is) xD. Anyways, give me a good starting off program.
