When I'm doing curls, or just lifting something heavy, my biceps are fine but my forearms feel like the bone is going to break

Might this be a case of MOAR forearm exercises, or could I have a small fracture or something?

Pretty normal if you do barbell curls. Other lifts it shouldn't hurt like that though...
