Soup? I'm looking for a treadmil sub $600, whats the best?
Go outside....srsly.
Any TREADMILL suggestions?
Pavement. Best treadmill ever. If you run faster, it moves quickly below you and vice versa.
in case you still didn't get it:treadmills are for fags!
running on a pavement costs under $600.in fact, if you have trainers, it doesn't cost you a damn thing. plus fresh air is good for you.
If you don't want to go outside you can join a gym.
Not OP here, any advice on limiting damage to your feet while jogging outside?I live in an area where soft surfaces like grass isn't plentiful. So hard concrete for me.
>>108659cover your feet in shoes... if you run alot (20+ miles a week) get new shoes every couple months.
>>108659concrete is the best you can get anyway. uneven grounds raise the chance of ankle-injuries and tire your legs more because you're shifting weight constantly.
