Steak, potatoes, chicken, nuts, pasta, wheat bread, fruits and veggies, chipotle.
20%-30% of your calories should be fat, 20% protein, whatever is leftover is carbs.
1g of fat= 9 cal, 1g protein= 4 cal, 1g carbs= 4 cal
