Hi /fit/, I'm 15, 90kg, and about 1.62m tall. My diet consists of no 'white' carbs (rice, bread, pasta, just the grain versions. Oh, and two slices of pepperoni pizza every friday at 5:30pm [i have a schedule]), cheese (i <3 cheese), and crackers. I've lost about 6kg since august. My main exercise is running for an hour at 5m per hour (I think. It may be 5km, but the machine is pretty vague about it). I lose 900 calories (according to the machine) at the gym 4 days a week.

Any way I can lose weight *faster*? I loathe non-cardiovascular exercise, I did them for about 6 months and I stayed at the weight I was. Pic unrelated.
