Okay guys i really need halp here,
i really want to start working out but i dont need no cardio workout cause i aint fat quite the opposite all i wanna do is put on some muscle and get myself into a good fitness regime am almost 6 ft and i weigh about 9-10 stone
any plans or guides i could follow, time dont matter much and i would also like to start swimming by the way i have reuhmatism (cant spell that at all) PLEASE HALP!

1. Dictionary presses (very good on thing you lack the most - brain)
2. Firefox squats (automatically corrects your retarded speech!)
3. Not-being-a-retard push-ups (may be too hard for you, start with other things)

lol wow you really showed me where i went wrong, but no thanks, i couldnt care less upon my typing cause wether or not its compatible with the english dictionary dont mean diddly squat. so how about ya go try forcing ya learning on somebody that cares or try and put a lil bit of positive feed back into the thread :/
