For the past few years I have basically eaten really shitty consuming only around 1000 calories a day and exercised very little. I had no muscle at all and my stomach was pretty flabby. For the past two months I started lifting three days a week, running for 30 minutes 3 times a week, and have been eating a lot better with protein shakes. I am a 5'10 male and I went from 115 pounds to 125 pounds so far. The only problem is my stomach looks like it is really bloated all the time. My ribs are slightly showing and my hip bones are visible but my stomach is puffed out. It isn't as flabby as before either. Is this just a reaction to me eating better and my body is used to being starved? And if so will it eventually even out? Or am I going to just bloat up and explode?
