Hey /fit/, I find myself in love with the Breakfast Jack from Jack in the Box ( Ham, Egg, Cheese on a bun). Jack in the Box's website gives it the following nutritional stats:
Calories: 290
Calories from fat: 110
Total Fat: 12g
Saturated Fat: 4.5g
Trans Fat: 0g
Cholesterol: 220mg
Sodium: 760mg
Potassium: 210mg
Total Carbohydrates: 29g
Fiber: 1g
Sugars: 4g
Protein: 17g

These are the nutritional facts per serving (per sandwich). Basically my question is since i'm going to cheat on my eating healthy, just how bad are wolfing down 2 of these for lunch every now and then.

Only really bad thing about it is the saturated fat (9g for 2 of them, roughly 50% of your RDA...)
