hey fit ive been doing push-ups, pull-ups as well as weight
lifting for the past year, until recently. My left arm, for reasons i cant fathom, flares up in pain when ever i do any exercise with it. I mean i just wake up, start doing push-ups, when i rise my left elbow just stings like hell. same for when i do single hand weights. Any of you ever have this problem? If so how did you over come it?
please help me out i wanna get back to my daily routine.
