alright /fit/

lately whenever i do some physically demanding activity, i always end up feeling the same way after doing it 5 minutes straight.

my head starts to hurt, i feel extremely famined, and i want to pass out. then i feel completely weak, and once i lay down i can hardly move.

now, what makes it weird is that im not a fat ass, and i'm pretty much in shape and i eat carefully now a days.

could this be a sign of a blood disorder?

Yeah, in all honesty you should see a doctor. Even if it's just a nutrition and fitness problem and there's nothing wrong with you, doctors can help you with that stuff too.

Oh, and it's also possible that you have a weak cardiovascular system. Try short sets with heavy weights vs jogging and see if one effects you more than the other.
