i use to run in place or job lightly but today i tried jump roping until i couldn't do it anymore and i feel like crap. i feel like i just fell on the concrete and craweled through cow shit.why is such a girly activity so hard?? i

I usually jump rope in short spurts (3-5 minutes) with 30 second breaks in between.
