It isn't hard. Just keep a food diary (100% proven to be the most effective aid to weight loss) at a site like sparkpeople.com and do about 30 minutes minimum of cardio a day.
Do like 10 minutes at once of something you can handle and repeat three times.
Supplement this regiment with weights, like go buy a 20 lb weigh and lift it until it is easy. There are a million exercises you can do with it.
Realistically at your size, cutting the crap from your diet will cause you to start losing weight.
Also, drink tons of water.
