okay guys i need your help. i'm 6' 2'' and 190 pounds, with broad shoulders and i'm skinny. I want to get in killer shape and I need tips on how to do so. I have a full gym with every machine available, I can change my diet to anything thats required, and most importantly I'm ready to kick my own ass- I just need you guys to teach me how to do so. thanks /fit/!
OP here: come on /fit/ GIVE ME YOUR KNOWLEDGE. you got people posting on this board that wont go to the gym and who wont eat right...well consider me your padawan...I'll do whatever it takes. fuck, I'll post progress pics too if you want!
i would suggest you go to a professional instead, n get urself a proper diet and a program to follow at the gym. but thats just me.

So, you're willing to change your diet to anything, work in any prescribed fashion, but you're too lazy to do your own research on how to eat/train, BEFORE you ask us?
OP: i've done some research- including reading several books on working out (hardbody plan, the 12 week plan, and some men's fitness guide)...all the books i've read say shit like "you wanna burn fat and gain muscle" it seems like everyone is a fat-ass and wants to get in shape and that's not me. I'm skinny and i want to get in shape. so i feel like the things I've read aren't really going to help (besides giving me a basic outline) because they are designed for fatties. I just thought I'd ask here because maybe some of you were once skinny guys and you might know of more proficient ways of getting in great shape.
