My rule of thumb when buying sports nutrition products is to never go for anything with a graphic label- which is typically a picture of a grinning bodybuilder. Companies use this visual marketing to create the impression that the product will create the result- the product usually being concentrated green tea. Always read the nutritional information on products as well (Sounds duh, since that's what you're there for, but I've seen these mistakes made)- your standard protein mix could contain about 40% carbs and 40% fat in one scoop.
