Hello /fit/.The gist of my workout is upper body lifting (45 min) one day, then SQUATZ with other lower body exercises and cardio (35 min) the next. My question is should I be working out 7 days a week or take a day or two off? Also is doing squats and cardio in the same day bad?
Take 1 day off, I take sundays because It's the best day to just relax.
