/fit/

WW2Cap here from a few nights ago (see unrelated pic) and I want to thank you all for the advice so far.

I just need one more bit of information before I can start, and trust me, I've already tried www.google.com

what is the preferred diet of /fit/- and I mean daily, maybe a menu or selection of what to have that would work. Really, any tips even on where to look would be great (lol www.google.com)- the only reason I ask is because I know a lot of sites are scams or produce questionable results at best.

>What I did was cut out ALL candy, deserts, soda, sugar drinks such as gatorade, vitamin water etc. I essentially drank only 2% milk, water, and Tea made from bags, leaves. I ate 3 small meals a day with a protein shake right after working out and another whenever I woke up. DO NOT drink orange juice or any sort of fruit juice, they're just concentrated sugar. If anything go for the fruit itself, much more filling and less sugar. I also ate ALOT of white meat such as turkey and chicken with just about every meal. My meals consisted of chicken/turkey with vegetables. Avoid bread if possible and all pasta.

I copied it from my other post cause I'm lazy. Take a multivitamin from GNC.

Truth. I'm just too lazy to do cook it. Not that I need to.

not exactly what I had in mind- but helps a lot anyways..

Is this a weight loss or a muscle growth plan, or does it not matter? Sorry for not being clear but the goal is to loose a bunch of weight.

Lost 20lbs during 2 months of cutting. So I guess losing weight. Wasn't really a plan as much as just eating smart.

Is instant OK? I used to buy a boxful of these and use up 2 and add hot water for instant breakfast- and was a whore for the strawberry ones.

frozen dinners have way too many preservatives to be considered healthy.

Too many people worry about their meals, all you need is 6 small meals a day and you're fine just leave out soda and junk food (fast food) and you'll do all right.

only eat frozen dinners like 2-3 times a week.
