Have one protein shake in the morning and one after your workout, dont have caffeen any more, drink more water and orange juice. if you cant get protein shakes eat sandwiches with meat in them and nothing else. potatoes are your friend btw. take a kre-alk if you want better than mono hydrate which just makes you look bigger. cut cardio out if you do it, only do 5 min warm ups if you need to on a bike or running or something. make sure you eat alot of fibers and proteins. also squatz
