I have knock knee (genus valgum) (not severe, about as much as the picture) and I have this fear that if I keep putting weight on it through squats or jumping that'll they'll buckle.Does this fear have any foundation?
iunno but you made me lol
You will collapse like a house of cards.Go to the doctor and get them to fracture your knees and heal them straight. You can do that.
>>724Brutal.
Woah, does something cause it, or do people just have it? Because my knees always crash into each other when I'm standing. That or I'm normal and pay too much attention to my legs :/
My knees bend backwards when I stand. I look like I have bird legs. Is this the same sort of thing?
>>757Most people have it when their babies and just learning how to walk and most people grow out of it but not all (it's sorta like flat-foot in that respect)You're knees are supposed to bend in a tiny bit but if you can't stand with your legs perfectly straight and touching you might have it.I'm lucky enough that one of my knees is noticeable bent in more then the other which means my legs are effectively of different lengths and I bounce more then normal when I walk.
>>766So when you squat you're knees bend towards your back?
I have this, shit sux
I have bow legs is it similar to that?
>>757One of the leading causes(supposedly) is childhood obesity. I think it's a load of bullshit because I've been underweight my entire life and I have knock knees. Might be genetic, I know my pop has em too.
Hypothetical situation of OP scares me shitless. Knee sound painful.
What the fuck?not true, I have that and I started squating back in 8th grade, 200 lbs top of the class mothafucka, alemit the back and neck problems I have now
