Hello /fit/. Can someone recommend to me a good the proper foods and level of daily caloric intake for a male doing HIIT? Or possibly post a link to point me in the right direction?I'm 22 and weigh 165lbs. I haven't taken my bodyfat percentage in a while and I'm unsure if that even factors into the perfect diet for me.

5'7". I work out three days doing hard HIIT, and then the fourth day I do light cardio, like a long distance run. I haven't really taken a day of rest in like two months.
