starting weight 280lb weight now 238lb Lost around 18cm on waist and about 7% BF as far as i can determine.
I do an hour of moderate-intense cardio a day and some resistance weights before, from what i've learned it will burn through glycogen faster giving your cardio a more effective workout.
Diet is mainly the same as you, i'm on 2 meal replacement forumula's a day that are high in protein, low in carbs and calories. I pretty much max out at 1200 calories a day, weight loss seems to be around 2lb a week so im not complaining.
