I went from 105 kg to 72 in about a year. My tip: eat less, dont include junk food in your diet. Thats just about everything needed. At my last job all that was available for lunch were Mc Donalds, Burger King and a Kebap joint. As i lost my job i had the time to buy my food at a supermarket. I didnt eat a lot less, i didnt start buying "healthy" food. I just looked for convenience stuff that was filling with less calories. No stupid low-carb, low-fat, low-something, pineapple-cabbage-whatever is fad of the day diet. Just things like canned chilli, bread and pre-made tuna salad, spaghetti Napoli. Not even much greens involved, just 1 piece of fruit a day, an apple, a pear, a mango or a bunch of berries. Leave out chips and chocolate and you are bound to loose weight. Recently i have taken up going to the gym, mainly due to having a free membership coming with my new job and start gaining weight again, but the good sort now, muscles.
