what does /fit/ think of karate in terms of a workout. I really have no need for things like mma.
i'm also considering taekwondo
or you could actually do a workout. It's kind of more straight forward.
I've done taekwondo for 9 months. All I acomplished was not coughing when running, I could grab my feet with my hands when standing and shit, you'll be lean as fuck but nobody will notice it.
