Breakfast is usually 1/2 c uncooked oatmeal with a fruit or 2 egg whites with fresh herbs and a 60 cal slice of cheddar cheese cooked like an omelet.
Lunch is a chicken breast tossed in a dash of liquid smoke and salt and pepper and olive oil so it doesn't stick to the grill. I make a bulk 6 pack and eat 1 a day the whole week. Also eat green beans or carrots with it.
Also do grilled fish, sometimes a pasta salad (pasta, carrots, green beans, spinach, salt, pepper, parsley flakes, ect, no mayo).
Supper I usually don't have much energy left to fix something. It might be a whole wheat hoagie roll with 1 60 cal slice of cheese, 5 slices of turkey breast, and 5 cals worth of a creamy mustard. Might eat left over pasta salad, sometimes I cheat when my mom cooks something but I don't pig out on it, it should be right around my needed calories to lose weight.
