Hi /fit/,

I'm 18, f and I need to get /fit/

253 pounds, 5"7, 42% bf.

I want to lose 20% bf normally but retain my muscle mass as well. I do work out in the gym occasionally last year, but I've since stopped. I used to do cardio and weight training.

I don't have access to a gym anymore (i've shifted to a new place), don't like running (it's hard on the knees) but I do brisk walking and increase the intensity of my briskwalking by including short bursts of runs every few minutes. Don't think Im doing it rite.

I eat 2 meals a day, one breakfast and the other lunch-dinner. I skip dinner for someting lite, like a drink.

Any good tips you can share with me? I'm a very strong girl, but I need to lose the fat. Currently on a low carb, high protein, high fibre diet.

Need as much help as I can get. Thanks in advance to all those kind sould out there willing to help.

eat more small meals to boost metabolism.
join a gym, there are plenty of machines to work on your cardio besides walking.
keep your current dieet up, get some fruit in there as well.
do some muscle training, low weights fast reps.

can't realy think of anything else atm.

take up swimming laps bset full body work out with no shock, pluss do low weight hi rep workouts with just like 2 dumbells and a bar, and fucking eat healty its not that hard, i have no controll and still seem to eat really healthy

Buy a cross trainer if you cant run or get access to a gym.

2 meals a day is doing you more harm than good. Any food you are getting is being grabbed by your body and being stored as fat. Increase it to 6 SMALL, HEALTHY meals. Your body will readjust and learn it is getting a meal soon again and not as much will be stored as fat.
Tell us your daily food intake including specific meals and we will help readjust them.

breakfast:
-3 pancakes
-1/2 bottle syrup
-2 eggs
-3 piece bacon
-4 pieces sausage
-SMALL piece of cake
-milk 2 glasses
-orange juice 1 glass
-1 orange
-1 bannana

is my usal daily breakfast maybe some ceral like 2-3 servings n top of that

dinner is usally:
-pig, whole ribs,bacon, rump roast etc.

-cow most-steak, hamburger, fried feet, manure,

etc.

OP, are you a weightlifter? crazy shitass stats you got there. you need to start watching the carbs and get more protein in your diet. cut on the sugar, NO SUGAR AT ALL!

Try wholemeal stuff as they take longer to digest. Keep walking, at least an hour a day.

And if you're a troll, go fuck yourself upside down cos it's not funny. I actually do have friends around your stats and they're very strong and fit girls.

Ive always been a skinny guy & ive recently gained weight in fat due to eating a lot & its been a bit uncomfortable for me to have the fat. If I gained another 10lbs of fat. Perhaps not. I was 5'10, 280lb 3 months ago. 1 month ago i got a body compisition monitor. In month 2 i was 36% BF, month 3 i was 29.5% BF. So possibly i could have been well over 40% BF considering my only form of exercise was walking 5 mins to a bus stop from college and never lifted weights or anything streneous.

Unlikely, but still a possibility.

I think the last time I checked my bf at the gym, it was 32%, not 42%.

It's just that it's been such a long time since I've been to the gym and the % might be +/- 5 %.
