Man boobs.

I have a slight problem with man boobs (I'm 18) and I was wondering if /fit/ could help me out with some exercise advice to flatten out my chest.

Alright, I guess I'll give it a shot. How many times a week do you guys recommend I jog and for how long a session?

Not an expert or anything but I'd say do at least like 20 minutes everyday? Or at least like 4-5 times a week I mean its more gradual compared to the more intense shit but it'll do...

My friend has about the same stature as you, he does 20 miles a day. He breaks it up (he also has a lot of free time as he's in university) He does miles 1-9 in the morning, takes a break for a few hours, then does miles 10-20 in the afternoon after dinner.

This is hell in the beginning, he could barely move his legs for a few days, he was blistered as fuck, and he was a sweaty pig.

It's been two months now and he's dropped 60 pounds, and put about 20 back on but with muscle. He's got next to no chubby tits and he's slimmed the fuck down. It's really easy to do once you've got started.
