Everything? With a strong core, you'll have much more control over your body in general. It will also help with big lifts like SQUATZ. If you actually get strong, you'll notice how much less of a limp noodle you feel like. Your posture will be better, and you won't need to lean and slouch on anything.
Also, you should take a minute to learn the names of the muscles you're working.
