brah, if you aren't going to train for full body then don't even bother hitting the weights at all. "toning" = losing enough fat to see more muscle. There's no way you can "tone" your butt without looking like a nigger. Don't be doing squatz/leg machine shit if you aren't going to be working any other muscles in your body besides legs.
Instead, just eat well and do alot of running. You'll get the "tone" that you want just fine that way.
