Any tips for me? I'm 5'4, 150 pounds. I'm uneducated when it comes to eating healthy. I already know that any fast food, soft drink and candy is a no-no (I quit all of that cold turkey 2 months ago). What foods would aid in muscle development? I'd just like to not look like a fatass in my work uniform.
