Hi /fit/I have been trying really hard these past couple of months to become totally ripped. I have been doing my chin-ups and push-ups really well. I have been practising my arm stretches and breathing rhythm. I am up to the point where I can scratch my titties without passing out WOOOOT me!I need some help with my dieting which is going great, I am down to 26 bags of flour a day which is an improvement from last month of 26.5 bags.
