so I'm just going to go ahead and say it. I'm overweight.
I've become very uncomfortable with my appearance lately, and I want to do something about it. The problem is, I'm a very lazy person by nature, and I never exercise.

I'm 18 years old, and I weigh about 220 pounds. The main thing I want to accomplish is to get rid of my manboobs and lose a bit of the oversized gut I have...

Can anyone make some suggestions as to some simple, but effective exercises I could do, possibly even at home or in my bedroom, that would help me lose weight? Also, list some healthy, but tasty/delicious foods that will help in losing weight, or will at least be good alternatives to other foods.
