Steroids at any point in life = also fail
At this points you're testosterone levels are already through the roof that pheromones and crap will only screw things up.
Here:
1- Ditch the spoon and get a shovel, son. I'm talking 3500-4000 quality calories a day. Lean meats, oats, sweet potatoes, oats, protein shakes, and oats. Did I mention oats?
2- Find a good trainer so that you can start out with proper form. Read: FORM >>>>> QUANTITY. NAIL PROPER TECHNIQUE FIRST. Unless you feel like injuring yourself or putting yourself out of commission for good doing a squat all wrong. 4 times a week should be enough.
3- Sleep, sleep, sleep. Don't skip on sleep. At least 8-9 hours a day, minimum.
4- Don't skip your meals. Your body will be building new mass, and it will need energy 24/7. Set up your meals so that they're 2-3 hours apart, no less. Ask your trainer.
5- Profit.
