anyone follow the work out schedule?
my max is 30 and today I did my 2 regs, 1 wide, 1 close

I was wondering if you had any other types of work outs I could try

i do about 100 a day, all regs w/out following the workout schedule and it has proven to be quite a workout with results.

I don't know why my sets today were really hard, but no matter, I got through with it

do you do 100 no breaks?
