I'm worried I might be under eating, at least some other people are worried.
I do 8 hours of physical labor 5 days a week. When I get home I do Strong Lifts, days I don't do strong lifts I do a full body routine on my Total Gym and Boxing for about and hour and a half.
For breakfast I eat 1 serving of oatmeal or cereal with 1 cup of milk.
Lunch is a PB&J or Tuna/Meat sammich on wheat bread and either a fruit or beef jerky.
Dinner is usually a balanced meal around 600-700 calories. Plus around 80-100 fl-oz of water. So basically I'm in taking around 1500 calories a day give or take a few hundred.
I've been doing this since May and I've lost 48 lbs. Going from 240 to 192, I feel great, but I keep getting headaches in the afternoon. Do you guys think I need to eat more? Or could I actually cut down on calories?

You're just loOsing weight.
But it could be that you need to stretch your calories out a lot more through the day.

Yeah I'm still trying to lose, my upper body looks great bit I still have flab on my lower stomach.
So, I'm thinking maybe eat a bigger breakfast, or eat something on my break then eat less dinner?

If you are getting headaches drink more water throughout the day. 100Fl.Oz is not really enough given that you do physical labour for a job. You're probably dehydrated.

My BMR (the amount of calories I would burn sleeping all day) is1658.85.

I'm very active so I multiply my BMR by 1.725, coming out to 2861.51625. Since I want to gain weight, I make it a goal to eat at least 3000 Cal a day.
