/fit/ how do you change when you sleep? I'm stuck, can't fall asleep before 3 AM or get up before 10:30, been like this for weeks.

pretty much the same as you OP. I read an article not to long ago about how a lot of people in the US have trouble falling asleep before 2am or so, no matter what time they woke up that mourning.
its because you hate your waking hours. Change your life.
Stop drinking caffeine / soda or eating sugary foods in excess. Do cardio in the afternoon.I recently changed my sleeping habits by doing this, used to go to bed 4-6 and wake up 12-1 constantly.
