I workout 3 days a week. deadlift and pulling movements day 1. day 3 is overhead pressing and chest. day5 is squatting bicepts and calves.

pushups and other random fun things done at will.

if you're asking 4chan for advice, you probably just need to be working one of the beginner's 5x5 program til you have enough strength and coordination to make split routines worth anything

I swim a couple miles a day.

Weight lifting every other day.

I run 6 days a week. I couple HIIT with my weight lifting days, just prior, to get the blood flowing without too much a felt strain on my muscle. On the other days, I run 2 miles, as hard and full speed ahead as possible. Sometimes 3 miles if my lifting day sucked.

My weight lifting routine consists of 5x5 squats, 5x5 bench, 5x1 deadlifts, and 50 pullups (in as few sets as possible). Everything as heavy as reasonably possible.

Monday & Friday
Warm up with Front squats, and over head squats.
Snatches 3x3
Back squatz 5 x 5 heavy
Clean and jerk 5 sets 3 reps.(first 2 reps just clean, last rep clean and jerk)
Jerks 5x5
Dead lifts 3 x 5reps
Barbell shrugs 3 x 8
Any abs I feel like doing that day.
15-30 mins of cardio.

Tuesday & Thursday
Bench press 5 x 5
Incline 5 x 5
Bent rows 5 x 5
Pull downs 3 x 10
1 or 2 work outs for biceps
1 or 2 things for forearms
Something for abs
And some cardio

Wednesday is generally the same stuff as Monday and Friday except lighter weights, and more reps. It's more of a day to practice good form, and since I don't expend as much energy I usually do more cardio.
