Are there any tricks to falling asleep when your body isn't really tired? Basically, I had work off today and last night I stayed up too late, so I woke up at like 4PM today and I need to be asleep by like midnight because I have work and a fuckton of errands to run tomorrow.

I'm afraid I'm gonna be up until like 6AM and fuck everything up.
