If muscle group A was given killer-hard workout (maybe you're still sore or noticeably not at full-strength), then give it a day's rest and exercise muscle group B (alternate daily, ad infinitum)
Otherwise, there's no problem with it. There aren't any bicep police that are going to beat you with their batons or mace you or anything. You're not going to explode. I'm pretty sure your testicles will not change size.... Etc.
