Hey /fit/,I work 70+ hours a week at work, which almost exclusively consists of cycling power on a 360 devkit all day. Work provides dinner, and it's almost never healthy. When I come home, I usually play ~1 hour of games, then go to bed. Can anyone recommend me a good way to work out 2-3 times a week and lose a decent amount of weight?Pic related, as this game is stealing my life.
