You only need to weigh yourself once a week, anything else isn't important. Weigh yourself same time (preferably in the morning when you wake up after you empty yourself) and on the same day every week. For me, I weigh myself on Saturday mornings. I might weigh myself on random mornings throughout the week, but I don't really care about those numbers because they werent on my normal weighin days.

you get weight fluctuations throughout the day and week so stick to once a week to be more accurate. I weigh myself in the morning before breakfast but whatever works for you.

In most scientific disciplines, lack of accuracy means the sample size must be larger. Only in bodybuilding do we say, "The readings are inaccurate, so do less of them!"

Truth is, get up each morning, take a piss and a shit, then weigh and tape measure yourself. Then average the results at the end of the week.

i weigh myself every day on my patrol through the cancer treatment wing of the hospital. it's closed at night so no one cares when i use the digital BMI scale that's for patients.

i write down my weight (to a tenth of a pound) on a list with the date in my notebook. it goes up and down day to day but overall is decreasing nicely.
