Okay /fit/.

I get shitfaced once a week, twice maybe. I do HIIT every other day on a bicycle, weights on my off days. Not to mention I do pickup basketball games 3 times a week. I eat well, (Whey protein, steel cut oats, veggies/fruits constitute most of my diet).

Am I going to put the pounds on or will this turn into a relative non issue.

And I'm saying like 1400 calories of alcohol per night.

Noted.

However it just seems to me that 1 night of getting drunk wouldnt fuck up my entire routine and results. Also consider I don't eat shit when I get trashed. Worst case would be a Cliff Bar in my back pocket. Usually it would be a whey shake and oatmeal.

1400 extra calories in one meal is not completely irrecoverable. But when you do it once or twice a week, in addition to your cheats, it really does add up.

Not to mention the havoc alcohol wreaks on your organs (circulates your entire bloodstream and partially destroys literally every single one of them)

If you're still in college, enjoy. You're still young and workout and eat healthy. After college is when you really need to cut down on boozing. The metabolism will start to slow down years after college, but you want to kick the habit as soon as possible.

Bumping the shit out of this real quick.

I don't eat cheat meals. I know someone will call bullshit but I don't. I love what I eat. It tastes delicious. It's like a cheat meal in itself. Unless chicken breasts with a little italian marinade is cheating, but i doubt it because it's olive oil. So essentially the alcohol would be my cheat. I drink water with it too so meh. Any more opinions with these new revelations?

Alcohol calories do not contribute to weight gain.
