diets are temporary and you'll lose all results when (not if) you stop doing it. learn to eat healthy instead.

This is the dumbest thing I've heard, that's only because people revert to old habits.
If you lose the fat, and stay on a lower calorie diet than before (think around maintanence) you wont all of a sudden balloon...

That's like saying if I stop taking creatine, all my gains dissapear, or if I change my program, I'll lose strength.

Honestly, some fucking people are too dumb to live.

anyone picking up a specific diet, is already going to fail once they stop and "stay on a lower calorie diet" because if they could fucking manage that they wouldn't need to look to a pre-made generic diet that somehow works for every person regardless of age, activity level and sex. eat a dick, what do you work for the velocity diet people?

No actually, I'm quite the opposite, I'm eating over 5k calories a day, I'm trying to put on weight.

The velocity diet isn't for random fatties sitting around a TV though, it's for people who are serious about changing, whether once, or multiple times, but they're not wishy washy "i'll try that diet" faggots, they're determined people who have an end in mind, and the vdiet is the means.

If, after my bulking to 240 stage, I feel I'm carrying too much fat, I'll do the velocity diet to cut down, then go back to a bulk.

See that, no "philosophy" or "lifestyle" just a tool to get a job done, which is all diet and food, as a whole is, a tool to get a job done.

A means to an end.

Not some fucking great overhaul to how I view the world, anyone who thinks getting thin is about "lifestyle" change, is already missing the point, it's about doing more than you have the fuel for, everday. Anything beyond that is just trying to find an easy way out.

then how about you prove you're not just giving viral marketing to the velocity diet and post information about it, or a rapidshare for it, instead of just saying "lol v-diet is the solution for anyone and everyone for any of your fitness goals!" which isn't helping anyone

because the /fit/ fatties aren't so un/fit/ they can't google velocity diet?

Just a wild assumption that people can google, instead of me having to spoon feed their fat arses.

wtf...i just did some calculations based on the velocity diet...

i'd have to consume 16 scoops of protein A DAY to do this? and 19 scoops on my workout days?! that's a 2LB jug every 2 days @_@

WTF is this right?
>> Anonymous
16 seems very high...
Infact that's verging on batshit insane high...

Did you remember to include all the fat sources in your daily calorie calculations, or are you assuming JUST iced water + protein powders?

don't do it you will fart and shit like crazy I had the bubble stomach and mud butt for like all day.
