Hey new to this board.I need to lose fat and gain some mucsle (186cm 145kg) since ive never done any weights before I need some advice for starting up.If it helps i can lift my bro (115kg) up to shoulder hieght and pretty much bench him.can anyone help me out?in return Summer Glau

Squat, dead lift, bench press. Just about everything else is secondary.
