Im not big on working out, I guess I'm alright. I weigh 169 or 5 (last time I checked) and am 5 foot 8. I may sound fat, but because I work out and have a good body (ie good proportion and store fat properly or whatever) I dont look fat at all and look healthy.Anyway, with introductions out of the way, I wanted to ask about stretching.simple question, what are the benefits, besides being more...stretchable.Also, some stretching exercises for my legs plz
