Ok so I use to be in really nice shape back in high school but once I got into college and WoW (major failure for even starting that damn game) I stooped playing all my sports I had previously played and pretty much became a typical /v/irgin I am getting a bit of pudge around my tummy and what I really want is to get rid of that and start to build some more muscle around my arms and stomach once I get that pudge worked off. What kind of stuff should I be looking to do? And what can I do at home without any equipment to do what needs to be done? What kinda food and exercise? Also some food suggestions my gf and me are about to go shopping and I would like to know what kinda stuff to get. (Pic unrelated but cute)

Don't bother with any supplements.
You should get in shape first.

I'm no nutritionist, but I hear crunches are a good way to kill stomach fat.

for exercise: find healthy things you enjoy doing

for food: cut out all your bad habits first

You should be looking to make lifestyle changes that are sustainable for the rest of your life.

Take it one step at a time and aim for a pound or two off per week.

Get ready for a wholesome serving of /fit/ pasta:

If you can't get access to real weights: http://trainforstrength.com/workout1.shtml

If you can get access to real weights (aka. a barbell with a bench and a squat rack): http://forum.dutchbodybuilding.com/f141/mark-rippetoes-starting-strength-routine-63770/

For cardiovascular health, google HIIT. If you think you can handle it, look up Tabata intervals too. This will place your physical endurance for above the general populace's and wreck fat like nothing else.

Alternate between lifting and cardio, doing one every other day, and the other on the other days, with a day of rest. This mean three days a week you lift and three days a week you do cardio.

I immensely recommend getting hold of some equipment since body weight exercises are shit by comparison.
