My forearms are unproportional to the rest of my body. Spam me with forearm exercises I could perform in the comfort of my own home. I'd google some but i'd like to know what's worked for you.
Pick up a guitar.
don't bother with any isolation exercise bullshit. Do really heavy deadlifts and power shrugs. you will get strong your legs and back and forearms.
Deadlifts, shrugs, farmer's walk. I tried improving my forearms doing wrist curls, hammer curls, overhand bicep curls and it was pretty unsuccessful. I start deadlifting and doing heavy lifts and my forearms explode.
Wrist curls, front and back. They are awesome.

Masturbate.
lol reverse popeye. seriously though, how about posting your height weight workout habits etc so we can help you
I have the Gripmaster and I just messed with it for about a month and my forearms got huge. Theres a big bulge of muscle that just pops out my skin now and I have a lot more grip strength.
I second the Gripmaster. The benefit here is not so much just the isolation exercise bullshit but also the fact that you can carry it around in your pocket and use it constantly. The ligher weights are about as useful as taking up the guitar, but the 9lb black one makes me happy. (That's not to suggest you buy that one if you can't do the lower resistance ones. Go to REI's climbing department and ask to fool around with them, and pick a size that works for you, and upgrade later.)I also suggest taking up bass.
