Hey /fit/.

So, today I started my new fitness programme.

I do a 5 mile bike ride, and then when I return home, I lift weights. Such as, bicep curls, benchpress, shoulder. Then I end off with some rowing.

Will I loose weight fast this way? I do it 4 times a week. Usually for motivation I just think of everyone that has called me fat in the past, just to push me a little further.

Let me know.

sure, but put the biceps curls at the end of your program. start with bench or dips, then chin ups then biceps/triceps. if you have a bar then you can do squats. if you have a rowing machine, go to crossfit.com and start looking at there hiit stuff, because you have nost of the kit and it'll be awesome for fat loss.

Work harder fatty.

Wouldn't it be better to put weight training before cardio? Also, biking is not very effective for losing weight, IMO it's just a method of transportation.

Y'know, that European pasta salad is nothing but fiber and refined carbs. At least the burger has a shitload of protein.

I wouldn't eat either while cutting. While bulking, I would eat the burger but not the salad, though I'd toss the donuts/buns away.

Fuck that, eat both of them. You have to shit somehow.
