The Science of Sleep Anonymous
I'm trying to change my sleep schedule. Currently I possess Gamer's Hours, which means I typically sleep from 3am-11pm. However, I recently applied for a full time position at work and will probably be working 5am-6pm. Obviously this means that I will need a new sleep schedule.

Is there any easy way to change my sleeping hours without fucking myself up?

Thanks in advance.

You might have to start with sleeping pills.

You'll probably leave the house around 4AM or 4:30AM, so you might be waking up at 3AM or 3:30AM?

For 8 hours, you'll have to sleep at 7PM... Wow I just realized, your new job gives you only enough time to sleep. Say goodbye to the vidya.

Start with sleeping pills I guess and wake up at 3 or 4 every morning even if you didn't get any sleep the night before. Don't take any naps. Sorry, it's not going to be easy. Start by waking up early and then it's easier to set up sleeping early.

Go to sleep at 10. Don't use pills as you won't get a good nights sleep. Find out how much sleep you need. I sleep about 6 hours which is perfect, anymore and I get sleepy. Do not take naps during the day. Eat well and get a little exercise, but not too much. Too much and I always found myself always being too revved up before sleep. I usually get up at 4:40, go to bed at 10:30 or so. And make sure you eat breakfast. 3 good meals a day.

there are three ways for this. you can go for two days of no sleep, then go to bed at the time appropriate, and wake up right, you can wake up an hour earlier each day, or you can sleep early one night.
