Can anyone link me to some resources that have information about weight training with no equipment? Ive done some research and can't seem to find much. I've found sandbag training and body weight, but I am limited to what I can do, or at least. it seems so. Any help would be appreciated.PS: I don't lift now, but I want to, with no equipment with whatever methods I find. Are these no equipment workouts generally good substitutes for training with equipment?
