Get a glass of water, set it next to your bed. Do some type of meditation to get yourself relaxed (stress=fucks your immune system) and fall asleep ASAP. Get plenty of sleep. When you wake up tomorrow eat a hearty healthy breakfast. Drink that glass of water when you wake up by the way, don't go dehydrated. Take a lukewarm shower, brush teeth, clean yourself, stay calm. Get good nutrition.
