So i have a horrible addiction to snacking. i work out 4 days a week for about an hour followed by pickup basketball for another 30 minutes. I've been trying to eat as healthy as possible, but my one vice is snack foods.Are sunflower seeds a decent alternative to chips and combos and shit. they take a while to shell and i seem to get fuller quicker.
Meh. You should snack on fresh fruit.Tea is also really good for killing snack cravings, and 0cal.

You can find reduced salt seed these days. I would recommend drinking a lot a water, because of the salt content. Even if you get the reduced salt.
