Hey /fit/I have a belly, not really big, in fact it's getting much smaller over the last two months, but I still have a problem though. When I'm in push-up position, my belly is hanging and it looks big. It's disgusting, really. Is there anything to do about this ? Exercises to keep the belly from hanging ? Making it more firm ?Help a mis/fit/ out !
