hey fit.
i'm about 5'6 and am about 160~ i use to be 125~ but gained a lot of weight after a break up and just got plain lazy. i've been struggling to get back in shape but i just can't seem to lose the fat in my gut/thighs. I just recently bought a bike to ride around and do have some workout equipment in my garage. What can i do to start slimming down?
