Hey /fit/. Is it ok to work out the same musle group every other day? If not, what's the minimum time i should wait?

also, it is acceptable to work it every other day it if you are trying to shape it. however, i would not engage in this sort of activity for more than three on days followed by a week of off days, only hitting it indirectly.

Nah, i'm talking about my upper body, and yes, the soreness is completely gone after a day of rest so i'm ready to go :) I've been noticing so much progress in the past month that it sucks to have to wait around for my mussles to rest. I wanna lift 24 fucking 7 :P
