What do you suggest to reduce my waist (and ass) size as fast as possible?

Can't fit in some of my pants and in some of them I feel pretty weird.. HELP please!

My waist size decreased dramatically, just from lots of jogging and bicycling, and proper diet.

Cut out sodas, french fries, and chips like Dorritos and such.

Wow, that's all it took. If you had one less 'run' in there, it probably wouldn't have had the same effect.

I'm not op here, but I'm obscenely overweight - and thanks too you I'm actually inspired to eat healthy and run. Run! RUN! RUUUUUUUUUUUN! Holy fuck!

Cardio. But not just cardio. Do High Intensity Interval Training. only commits about 4-10 minutes a day, 3-4 days a week. But you WILL suffer during that short period of time. And after, you will reap the sweet, succulent fruits of your labor.

Well, I'm having oven baked chicken breast, lightly steamed vegetables, about half a cup of long grain white rice plain, and a glass of skim milk. It has a smaller calorie density than it sounds, whilst still appeasing your appetite.

I think it's good enough for fat loss, maybe have water instead.
