Hey /fit/

Just wanted to say how good it feels. As of the last week to now, I've been working out, doing weighttraining, a little bit of cardio, and I've always cold turkey dropped my bad eating habits and began to eat more healthy.

And I just returned from a workout (weighttraining followed by kickboxing). It's not very intense, but I'm on the right track and ready to start doing more stuff later on. My arms are done being sore from last week's benchpressing and preacher curls, but my legs are little sore still from rebooting my old kickboxing regiment which I began this week.

Right now, as of July, I'm 5'9 176 pounds. And I don't think any muscle really shows. I'd take a pic, but the closest thing I have to a camera is a camera-phone and it doesn't work right now. But soon I'll have a little progress collage.

And I forgot to mention my eating habits. I eat less, and I stopped eating anything that's too unhealthy. I eat yogurt, bagels, cereal, milk, pasta that I cooked myself, and baked chicken. The diet part is the easiest, since I don't really care for greasy hamburgers or fries in the first place.

And I'd have to say cardio is the toughest. It just starts hurting in the sides whenever I start running for a while. I'll force myself to push on, but man, it's hell. Though once I'm done running, the endorphins or whatever are kicking in and I feel awesome.

So anyway, just wanted to say I feel great, and for the last week since, I feel like I got more energy, can do more shit, and even happier. I'm pretty damn far from it, but if I get muscles, I'm cool with that too.

I'll post a pic later of me right now, and hopefully, there'll be progress.
