Well I've been following a nicely planned out workout but I just realized a problem with tomorrows work out for part of the PT section it calls for 3 rope climbs but the place i workout in does not have a climbing rope.So, my question is what exercises should I do to replace the rope climbs, I was thinking of throwing in a set of like pull ups, chin ups, and like mountain climbers. But, what do you think /fit/?pic kinda related
you're right. pull ups, chin ups, hangings leg raises, and forearm exercises
