hi /fit/so last week was kind of confusing. i went to the work gym 2 days in a row doing the elliptical machine for 20 minutes and then worked on freeweights for the next half hour on both days. the third day i felt sick.well, not really "sick" per say, but my entire body was in pain. my chest, arms, legs, everything just HURT even when sitting down doing nothing. it was the kind of feeling you get right before you get the flu or something serious.my workout didn't really seem that intensive for something that affected me the next entire day and a half afterwards. was it just coincidence? or should i take it down a notch at the gym?i ask this because i just restarted my workout from last week today, doing basically the same routine. i'm thinking maybe it's because i didnt get enough sleep those 2 days? i am befuddled.

To me it sounds like you over did it at the gym. Was it your first time at the gym in a long time/ever? Because if it was you tottally over did no matter how little you think you did. So, yeah take it down a notch.
