Okay, here's the deal /fit/, I'm a recovered anorexic and have been for the past year.

I've gained weight since then and I'm back to a normal BMI of 20 with a height of 5'7-8ish but I've really fucked over my metabolism (And my heart and a bunch of other of my organs) and I really cannot eat anything over a meal a day without gaining a ton of weight.

IDK, I think the stress of gaining any more weight will probably just make me turn back to starving myself which I'm trying really hard not to do so I don't make myself infertile so I need to find a system that just maintains my weight.

Does /fit/ have any ideas on how to reset my metabolism so I can eat more without becoming a great big fatty?
Pic not related, but scares the bajeesus out of me.

Well, for the time being try smart snacking, i.e. a carrot or something a few times a day. Not much, but it'll get you in the habit of eating more regularly, as well as being something healthy. Eventually you'd want to work up to a level in which you can have two small meals a day and still be ok, you have to ease yourself into it very carefully. If you can afford to, I highly recommend consulting a reputable dietician who can help you plan how to go about fixing your metabolism without risk of either ballooning or starving.
good luck

Very. Thank you helpful anon.

I can't really afford a dietician, hence why I'm asking you know, /fit/.

But you'd think you know, my therapist would have helped me with this, but I didn't recieve much aftercare after I went through my rehab. I suppose I just wanted to move on and get out of the clinic because I hated it there and being all around those other girls just made it worse for me.

I am really trying to be healthy and eat well but I'm still not ovulating due to only eating once a day, which probably isn't so healthy. :/

But thank you for the advice.

I found this really fucking useful. Can't really think of anything to say that's not in there.
