Hey /fit/

What's a good set of exercises to burn a bit of gut/upper hips off relatively quickly, I'm looking for something that could make a noticeable difference (not huge difference, just something you can see in comparison) within about a week's span.

Also, what are some good general daily exercises for burning upper arms without putting on more than a little muscle.

Take a knife to the afflicted area.

You can't lose weight in 'spots' because your body maintains a very complex equilibrium known as homeostasis.

Circulation to all parts of body determines necessary areas of equilibrium. This means that everywhere blood flows is part of the 'function'. Based on your genetic makeup, you may be more or less likely to lose weight off your hips/gut versus your thighs.

You just have to stick to a good diet and an excercise routine and stay motivated. You can't rush yourself.

All in good time. I decided a couple days ago to start living a bit healthier before I get to the point where I NEED to live healthier. Currently I'm not too out of shape, my only real complaint save for my lack of stamina is my gut, which isn't really much more than a beer belly which I'd like to get rid of eventually.

lol you wanna lose gut/hip fat in a week?

good fucking luck you...........

fucking bullshit of this generation's instant gratification.

its called run an hour 3-4 times a week until the fat amount you want to lose is gone..

good luck.

Somehow I doubt our generations are any different if you're on 4chan anon. Running is something I'm working on, but as said I have low stamina, and I need to pick up some cardio exercises since I haven't run since probably freshman year of high school. I was wondering if there were any general exercises that I would want to focus on more than running that would help with burning my lower torso.

My dad's generation didn't beg for shit..

now it's... I eat shit food and dont exercise all day and i want to be skinny.

i married some girl i hate, fuck commitment, divorce and get a new wife.

hate your job? for seniority and sucking it up, just quit.

All the pics of my parents and their friends they are in shape, they ate fine and did a ton of camping, hiking, hunting etc etc.

They didn't have internet and games in the 50s/60s... so yeah I think generations change.

I couldn't care less about your parent's generation, and you're an awful troll, none of that even remotely sticks to the question at hand. No one asked for immediate fitness, I asked for a quick way to burn a little. Go rant about how you're fat and lazy and hate your job somewhere else pl0x.

Losing fat is not a quick process by any means. Try this, though:

don't get pissy when you're asking for help after obviously not trying to help yourself.

>>289363gave you a perfectly good answer. a week just isn't a reasonable time to expect to be gratified and nothing we say will change that.

if you run your stamina will increase. but yeah, that won't happen over a week either. suck it up and decide which you want more, convenience and fat or discomfort and fitness.

>My dad's generation didn't beg for shit..

Baby boomers were the most spoiled generation evar. They were the first to do drugs and fuck like rabbits, spread HIV and herpes everywhere, etc, and when they finally had kids, they didn't raise us right and wanted to be our friends instead of setting limits like real parents, so now we're just as fucked up as they are. Thanks, mom and dad... you whore and faggot.
