Alright, I seem to be a size smaller but I haven't lost a single pound. I admit I feel like I'm in much better shape, but I haven't been doing anything that should be muscle-building, just endurance and agility. If anything, I gained a few pounds a few weeks ago (when I started) although I've leveled off since. I'm not dieting and I probably am eating more (not really keeping track.) I just seem to be hungrier as a result of exercise.
I wish I was able to measure body-fat, it would be a lot more helpful.

Any training is better than none and initial gains of muscle may be equal to fat loss hence the scale remains the same. If look better, your clothes fit better or looser and you feel like you have more energy keep it up. Not knowing your starting point for weight loss, but as you said you look better without scale difference leads me to assume you have a bit to loose and since you weren't doing anything prior, anything now will initially have muscle building benefits. Keep up the good work and when you can start adding weights to you program as you will soon level off and need to change things up to continue the gains. Remember scales lie. weight to health ratios are never by the book. Keep doing what ever males you look better and mare fit till it doesn't work, then switch things up to keep the body adapting and getting stronger.
