I'm going to assume you're just being a dumbfuck and not a troll when you made the second assertion...
but as for your first point:
I was a fatass all throughout high school, 5'7" and around 220lbs. It took about 5 years, a long progression, but I started with a program of weight loss through calorie restriction (1800-2000) and aerobic activity (for me, running the battlefields of gettysburg 5 days a week). Supplementing at this point with lighter weight, higher rep lifting is useful for maintaining some muscle strength. Once you've reached a goal weight, you would be better served tapering aerobics to around 3 days a week, with 3-4 days lifting with higher weight, low rep mass building exercises.
