I'm about 5'11, somewhere around 230 lbs. I'm tired of being fat. I started taking a low dose mixture of ephedrine and caffeine, and exercising. So is it a good idea to starve myself? I've been eating about 3 times a day since I started trying to lose weight, smaller portions than usual, and healthier food. Am I more likely to gain the weight back if I use ephedrin? Also, I've been using an old exercise bike, and lifting weights for about 90 minutes a day total. Is there anything else I should be doing?

Also I'm drinking a LOT of water, could this have any negative effects?

Drinking lots of water has no negative effects (unless you drink too much, but you'd have to be an idiot to do so).

Don't starve yourself, just cut out Junk food/Soda and eat smaller portions on a regular basis.

Cardio is basically running etc.. Though start of with walking for the first few weeks, then move onto jogging, increasing how long you do it for.

I don't go outside because there are people out there, is an exercise bike enough cardio?

Go very early morning or late at night. Exercise bikes are ok, but I personally don't think they are that great.

The most important thing is changing your diet.

If you starve yourself, your body will go into starvation mode. It will start to horde whatever calories you do consume and store them as fat. It will start to break down your muscle for energy. You will have no energy to exercise.

Yeah I used to live on cheezits and mountain dew. Now I don't really get hungry, so I just eat something healthy 3 times a day.
