If I would do CURLS every day, instead of twice a week during my workout routine, would I get bigger arms faster?
>> Anonymous
You would overload your muscles and end up injuring yourself, you need rest after a workout

HOLLA IF YA HEAR ME

after working a muscle group, rest it for 48 hours or you overtrain.

ITT: why 7chan's /fit/ is better than 4chan's.
THis moron would more likely get banned there.

When you do curls, use your whole fucking body and throw that shit up. The more bent your back is, the better.
You might need a partner behind you to keep you from falling backwards, though. But throw that shit up, dude

I don't think that advice is any good.

Curls strain my forearms much more than biceps, even when not cheating (elbows don't move) =/.

dont over curl though, one morning you might end up with 25'' arms

I hate that, because I have decent forearms and shitty biceps/triceps. How this is possible? I don't know, being a nerd kept my forearms in better shape, I guess.

Doing the same exercise movement every day will only hurt you. Your muscles need a few days to build themselves up again, and if you don't let them rest, they will never get to repair themselves to 100%

Also, enjoy your ruined tendons and joints.

OP, if you are not a troll listen.

I have not done one curl since December of 2007. My biceps through compound lifts and body weight exercises have never been bigger.

I am really not trolling. I am just new to this stuff.
And my workout plan has 6 days of training and 1 day of rest. but the workout usually lasts 20 min a day.
Is that bad? Should I should do 3 workout days?
