i always have problems with my wrists when i bench
should i be wearing some sort of wrist wraps to help prevent this or am i just lacking wrist strength? is there some sort of exercise i could do that could help?

dont wear straps if you need to build your wrist strength the muscles wont develop as quickly check your technique and make sure your doing it right and throw in some wrist/reverse-wrist curls on your upper body day (after you do your other workouts so you dont tire them out and hurt yourself benching etc)
