Stop cracking your joints on purpose and the involuntary clicking and popping should slow down on their own. Up your calcium intake from dietary sources and get some sunlight, the resulting Vitamin D that gets produced aids the body in calcium absorption. Get some omega-3 fish oil pills (I like the Kirkland brand), these will help with a whole host of issues for your body. After months of getting better nutrition from doing this and your joints are STILL cracking, I recommend that you get some glucosamine and chondroitin.
Also, I have this theory that some people's bodies just don't convert some amino acids as well as other peoples' bodies do. Even though glucosamine/chondroitin are marketed mainly at older people, they should help you out if the calcium and sunlight don't.
