oatmeal. every morning. little bit of brown sugar and maple syrup (real maple syrup), don't go overboard. seriously, a daily oatmeal diet is incredible. it's healthy, it gives you better shits, it gives you just the right amount of energy for a midday exercise, and most importantly, it fills you up all day.
barring oatmeal, i like farina, grape nuts, or all-bran. all good choices.
