Hey /fit/Anyone here ever tried the P90X system? It looks like your typical overrated, overpriced workout gimmick, but a friend of mine is really pushing me to get it.I had never heard of it, but after watching the many youtube videos of people recording their progress throughout the 90 day period it seems rather impressive.I haven't been really fit in about 2 years, and I'm naive enough to believe that I can have a Bowflex body with only 20 minutes of workout a day, 3 days a week. But I sure would like to know if this program is legit.That being said, does anyone know the ins and outs of what this consists of?
