So I've been dropping weight for about 3 weeks now, lost 6 or so pounds. I REALLY don't eat much at all and I walk/jog when I can. I find myself never really hungry ... like EVER. and I used to eat so much fucking food before I started this. I know this isn't good because I am effectively shutting down my metabolism, and I heard that will cause my body to store water. An example of how fucked up this is getting; I hadn't eaten in a day and I ate a banana ... I felt full and disgusted with myself after (as if i just ate a whole box of krispy kreme)

My question is, Should I care? I have about 50-60 pounds to lose and I'm 19 btw ... Should I force myself to eat? or go survival mode on this motherfucker? aside from water.

this happened to me after i got sick for a week. i was losing a pound a day while sick. afterwords i decided to capitalise on it and eat better, work out a bit. i dropped 50lbs in less than a year. screw what people tell you about eating to little. if you're not hungry, you're not fucking hungry. eat till your content, not stuffed.
