i don't like curls but i need to get my arms bigger. HUGE!!!!!! besides if you do rows and back you work your biceps, if you bench, you work your tri's. I personally love working my tri's though, they're gorgeous

I'm not supposed to lift more than 40lbs because of my back but I squat 1000 lbs (on a machine) just watch your form, and if you have a grinding noise in your back when you walk, see a fucking doctor to get that shit fixed!!!!!!!
