alright /fit/, what exactly is HIIT..? is it 20minutes..2minutes high intensity,1min rest,2min high intensity...?

you're being a little too precise. it's basically going all out, than active recovery, repeat until dead.

2 min is way too much. I only sprint for 30 secs and then rest for either a min or a min and a half. I do this for 20 min or until i cant sprint anymore.

I'm just on my second week of HIIT.

I do 30 sec sprint all out, 30 sec walk. Repeat x number of times.

First two times, I did 4 repetitions of that. Next two, 5. I'm now on 6. I'm noticing a difference. I feel fucking awesome the rest of the day, and I ate like 10lbs of steak at Fogo de Chao a day ago, and the next day I hadn't gained significant weight.

My body is burning fat like crazy. HIIT FTW

no wonder i was so fucking lean in middle school. Playing a game of gangup tag is the perfect form of cardio. Run around trying to find people, and when you see them, sprint like a fucking methampetamine addict until your legs go numb, and keep jogging around looking for more people to tag.
