Allo /fit/I'm 22, currently weighing about 16 1/2 stone, and I'm 5'9" tall. I have a fair bit of a belly and flabby upper thighs, but recently started to get back into shape. My ideal weight should be 13-14 stone.In any case, I've started eating healthily, having 3 meals a day with no snacks. Drinking lots of water and sleeping regularly.In addition to this, I go for a 45min-1 hour walk with my dog, do crunches and situps in the morning and at night, and play 1 hour of DDR before I shower every day.Is there any other things you would recommend to a student who can't afford gym memberships etc. (I mentioned the DDR specifically because it really wears me out since I play at a pretty high level.)If not, any tips on what I should adjust and/or work towards before I see some some changes? It's been about 3 weeks now and nothing is visually different, though I did lose half a stone. (I was originall 17 stone)Much appreciated~

Buy some free weights, getting fit is a investment you need to put money in to get good results.
