Stretches after lifting Anonymous
I have been lifting alot recently but my recovery time has greatly increased since a few years ago. Acid build up is often almost crippling on the 2nd day after lifting while about ready to lift again after 3 days. Just wondering what stretches you guys do after squats triceps biceps and chest(as these seem to be the ones that give me problems, most notably quads and triceps.) and for how long etc?

Cat (20s each side) - stretches lower back
Hamstring (20s each leg)
Pretzel Stretch (20s each side) - stretches glutes
Quadriceps (20s each leg)
Overhead Stretch (20s each arm) - stretches muscles in arms and shoulders
Crosshand Stretch (20s) - stretches upper back

I just do all of those. It's good to keep all your muscles pliable.
