Diet question, /fit. I'm looking to lose my gut and I've decided to cut down on at least 2 of these:

Beer
Soda
Oreos
Ice Cream
Donuts

Right now, I haven't had any soda in days and I only eat donuts on weekends. By the way, I'm not fat, but I feel like my gut is that fattest part of me. Thoughts? Opinions?

I'd personally cut out soda over beer. You can probably drink a lot more soda than you can beer. Beer should also half A LOT less sugar.

I'd pick donuts from the rest. But seriously, you don't have to make any two of those vanish completely. You can have them all as long as you just cut down your serving sizes.

Right now I'm having a beer a day, ice cream 6 days a week, I had about 9 donuts over the weekend and I can't even get an accurate number of how many Oreos I've been eating because I've had so many.
