21 year old female. 5'4", pre birth-control pill 120lb, post birth-control pill 140lb (FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF)

routine for the past few months:
20-30 minutes cardio (MET ~11 for 2 minutes, MET ~18 for 30 seconds, repeat)
free weights (12.5lb) for arms (i.e. chest flies, skull crushes, curls, shrugs)
squats (SQUATZLOLOLOL) with 25lb additional weight
abs (just a floor routine)

usual daily diet:
--bowl Kashi + 2% milk
--broth-based soup with oyster crackers, yogurt, fruit (x2, once for lunch, once for dinner), veggies
--snack on frozen blueberries in between, plus ridiculous amounts of water

Help improve, please :[ I'm not sure if it's possible to lose the entire 20lb due to decreased metabolism (was awesome in high school, fucking blows now 4 years later) and increased hormones from pill, but I'd love to get some semblance of my old figure back.

yeah, thats right, its got nothing to do with hard work. all the strong guys only got that way using steroids. so you may as well not even bother getting out of bed. no, don't try, just stay a skinny fag all your life and keep blaming your failure on other people and steroids.

yeah, blame it all on the workout. as alwyn cosgrove would say and he knows a lot about it i'd guess, even the worst plan followed with 100% dedication will get you further than the best plan done half-assed. so obviously its more to do with your lack of committment.

but blame other peoples successes on steroids. that way you don't have to try.

1.) Eating healthier is at least 80% of getting a better body, if it tastes really good, spit it out. Be a fucking nazi on yourself and take pride when you eat better. Eat six small meals a day, keeps your metabolism working the whole day, never eat two hours before sleep.

2.) If simply fat loss is your goal, then you need to be focusing nearly COMPLETELY on cardio, six days a week, maybe some compound free weights on the off day. You should be absolutely destroying yourself when you do cardio, HIIT style. Keep a stopwatch and see if you're really pushing your heart rate as fast as you can.

You're not eating enough and often enough.

5 small-medium sized meals a day of healthy(meat, fish, poultry, vegetables, fruit, eggs, nuts etc.) food and you should lose 20lb in no time.
