i went to the gym 3 times a week, one hour everytime for six months and i have only gained two pounds.am i fucking it up? or i'm not supposed to see results in only 6 months?my friend said i should eat 5 small meals a day and buy protein supplements. will it work? what should i expect in 6 months? i work hard, i like pain. but i'd really like to see results and not waste another 6 month

You are DEFINITELY doing something wrong. It took me a month and a half to gain 12 pounds and in my first 6 months ever working out I gained 20 pounds, starting from knowing absolutely nothing.
