hello again /fit/how would one go on increasing jaw strength? i know it is essential to have a strong jaw in boxing along with a strong neck but i already know how to work my neck, my main quistion is the jaw. how would i go about strengthening that?
Keep your jaw closed my friend, otherwise it will be broken. Never open your mouth in a fight.
I would talk to your coach. If you are training just for personal gain, I suggest you just don't let your self get punched in the face.
You can't really as far as I know...kinda just something you're born with, same as KO power.Just get used to biting down really fucking hard on your mouthpiece.
well i already have an iron jaw but i wanted to know if there was anyway to make it even tougher, thank you for the answers

chew gum or chew something
Get an unboiled mouthpiece and workout with that. You have to bite down hard to keep that shit in. Chew veggies like carrots and shit. Rubber in extreme cases can be used to chew on. Or gum.
