im trying to bulk up, and am taking a weight training class (where i will have full access to a gym and proper training) starting mid august, but here is what im doing to stay in shape and be kinda strong by then.

the only equiptment i have are 7, 12, and 20 pound dumbbells and a pull up bar.

regular and reverse pull ups: 1, 2, 3, 2, 1
regular and triceps pushups: 2, 4, 6, 4, 2
dumbell shrugs about 10x

do that every mon, wed, fri, have been increasing rep.

im also excersising my legs/abs, but i just wanna make sure im doing ok on the upper body.
