huh. new fitness board.Any climbers here on 4chan?So I've been climbing for a couple of years now and am starting to climb relatively seriously 3-4 times a week. Any clue how I should be training or what other excercises I should be doing on climbing off days?I just started campus board training once a week for the past month or slow, taking it really slow. I REALLY want to avoid tendon damage or other injuries. Other than climbing, I usually do weighted pullups and dips, some basic ab/core work, and deadlifts/squats/bench on off days, cardio occasionally. I really have no clue what I'm doing. =\
