sup /fit/I just realized that I haven't been eating low carbs lately, I know carbs are good as long as they are complex and not something like white bread or pastabut anyway I have oats in the morning, possible sweet potatoe, generally have plenty of veggies during the day and cottage cheese before bedSo yea, what is that considered, low carb, moderate carbs, high carbs?I dont see how the fuck people could manage with little to no carbs, WHAT WOULD THEY EAT
BATHROOMS, DINETTES, TABLE TOPS, WE GOT IT-OH YEAHH
