I want to do HIIT training to lose the love handles (while keeping my muscles or as much of them as possible with a good diet and weight training). Question is, after i lose the desired fat, should i keep doing HIIT, switch to normal cardio, or quit cardio entirely?
HIIT is the fastest way to lose fat, after you do that, you should play around and see what you like best
