Beer is the killer of my diet. What type of beer do you drink and how much of it a week?

I drink about 10 beers a week, mostly Yuengling, Stella, Redstripe, and whatever weird micro-brew I can find.

OP here. Bingo. My only options are:
1) Drink light beer :(
2) Drink no beer :((

Maybe I need to find some non-alcoholic friends.

It's just a matter of compensation. Beer is nothing but carbohydrates and alcohol so try adopting a workout that focuses on high energy burn, not muscle building. That way you will burn off all the carbs before they get converted into fat.

Just drink that.
