Any anon take this shit or any other anti-depressant? What's it like? How long does it take to kick in? Do you even notice any real effect?

I can't change the fact that I'm ugly and if I don't care that I'm ugly then yeah it'll be an improvement.

Takes anytime from 3-6 weeks to work. Good luck, I've been on about all of them at different points in my life, they did nothing but 'zombify' me. I felt NOTHING, period. Concentrating on anything was hell too. Using, my GPA was 2.5. Off of them, I have a 4.0

You'll either be emotionless as other Anons have said, or it will feel like you're having a nervous breakdown/heart attack 24/7.

Eventually the depression will fade. It might come back later, but there are ups and downs.

The best anti-depressant is doing nice things for yourself and doing nice things for other people. Try changing aspects of your life. Exercise more, start hobbies, change what foods you are eating, if you have supportive friends/family, let them know how you feel. Medication can help depression, but the most important things to do is construe your life so that it is pleasurable to you.

I've been on every anti-depressant in the book. They all suck and withdrawal sucks. Even when I was on medication I was depressed - it didn't matter if the doctor increased the dosage, decreased it, mixed and matched medications either.

I take trazadone as a anti-depressant, and as a sleep aid for my insomnia.
