Fiber: Good sources Anonymous
Alright guys I take a shit about once a day but it seems ever since I have cut down on my calories and started eating healthier my shits are getting smaller and are harder to pinch off. What are some good fiber substitutes or other easy methods of gaining fiber.

Same thing happened to me. I started eating more oatmeal, and also things like Kashi cereal, and FiberOne. Also, everytime I ate bread, it was whole wheat. I liked Milton's AHA bread because it was only 90 calories, but had 5 grams of fiber per slice. Pooing has never been better since.

Yeah, just eat a big ole stack (2 cups or more) of vegetables per day. If it is green and came out of the ground, it is more than likely 90% insoluble fiber. Requires a lot of energy to digest it and leaves you a LOT of material to expunge.

Cup of Fiber One Original. 28 grams of fiber, 120 calories. Just add half a cup of skim milk to make it 160 calories.

You can also try those new Thomas Light English Muffins for some variety. It has 100 calories, 8g of fiber. Get some fat free creme cheese and spread it. You won't even have to measure the creme cheese since it has so little calories.
