Turkish Get ups with heavy weight Wheel rollouts are really good but make sure you keep your back rounded because it uses the abs and something about injuring or your back...or something. Hanging leg raises will help you get to L-sit or planches, gymnastic shit. Why are they so good? Makes you look cool and teaches you to hold heavy tension in your abs...I guess. Roman chair situps and/or holding a barbell/dumbbells/sandbag and sitting up with it (benchpress to overhead).
