hyey /fit/ im still pretty fat and have been doing various ab related excersizes for about 4 weeks
crunches reversecrunches leg lifts jacknife crunches etc and now i still have a gut but under neath its pretty solid hard
how do i get rid o the fat

TL;DR how to i get rid of fat so i can see my abs
