Hey, mis/fit/s.I just recently signed up for a trial membership at a gym here in tow and I don't feel like going through any of the personal trainer horse-pucky.So my question is; I have an average build, not much tone and about 190 pounds. What would be a good workout routine while attending? What kind of reps, how many etc.Thanx.
