Good evening /fit/,After working out I end up hurting myself really badly. Either in my arm biceps or my back, it's putting me off exercise because the pain is unreal... what am I doing wrong?
try warming up first or stretching at leastyou could either be anemic (are you eating enough and well?) or you're just putting too much weight for you to handle
