Sup /fit/, I have naturally weak bones in my hands by nature. Would it be possible to toughen up the bones in my hands in some way? I heard methods such as Chinese Iron Palm and boxing increase the density of one's bones because they are constantly causing damage to them.

Also picture completely unrelated. But you can probably guess that on your own.

Under expert guidance one can increase their bone density. It applies to the law of Wolff, which says that when one uses the strains alot, the bones will adapt themselves to the strain that is being put on them by breaking and making more calcium structures. One could basically make their bones so hard that they could break through wood, stone etc, like you see in those karate movies and what not.

Not the smartest thing to do OP if your bones are weak to begin with. You could break them and damage them, causing them to become even weaker than they are already. Just try to be more careful.

karate movies aren't real life. that shit doesn't work. All those board breakers you see on tv, tamper and modify the stalk of stones, bricks, boards so they are easier to break

True about the karate movies, that shit is faked. The stuff they show you in documentaries like Fight Science is real though. They measure all of the forces that one puts out when performing punches and kicks like that. For example, a Tae-Kwon-Do Spinning Back Kick can cause 1500 pounds plus of force. A Muay Thai Knee can cause numbers you see in 35MPH car crashes.

They can deliver those blows because they have toughened their bones and immunized their nerves through years of training. You could essentially do the same with professional help, but it is not wise.
