Greetings /fit, I´ve put together a powerlifting cycle for the next 6 weeks and want to see some constructive critcisim. plex. its built to increas in 20% every two weeks.

1 week 50%
2 week 45%
3 week 75%
4 week 50%
5 week 95%
6 week 50%

been thinking about putting the 7th week and see if I can put in a new pr.

Those numbers don't make any sense at all.

heavy = over 50%
reps:
50-65% = 6reps 3 sets
65-75% = 4reps 3 sets
75-85% = 3 reps 3 sets
85-95% = 2 reps 2 sets

the program looks solid atleast for few week cycle but, i would take a stedier program for off-season if your powerlifting. :P
