Ways To Gain Weight? Anonymous
Hello /fit/,

I have been struggling to gain weight for years. I only weigh a little over 110 pounds, and I recently started taking medication that made my appetite drop (I got sick if I tried to force down food) and I lost almost 10 pounds. In addition, I have a very fast metabolism, so I can get 150% DV worth of fat and it barely affects me. Even if I sit on my ass all day getting no exercise, I still burn everything out of my system.

4Chan, hear my plea! What are some ways that I can put on weight without forcing myself to consume 5000 calories a day?

Fat, in itself, does not make you fat. Get that out of your head. Just eat more. Carbs, for example, are good.

you are severely underestimating how many calories you are consuming. count them. get 3000 per day.

You can't. If you aren't gaining weight the only way to do so is to eat more.

That's what, a little over 100 grams of fat? That's not that much at all. There are people out there with MUCH faster metabolisms than you who achieved their goal of getting big and strong. If you aren't willing to do what it takes than you won't succeed.

Stay the fuck off caffeine & anything with processed sugar.
No Mountain Dews. No Jolt Cola. No Redbull or anything like it.

My niece was very underweight till she came to work with me. We went to the store & she wanted an energy drink. Had to tell her no. Drink water. Caffeine is a diet drug.
She stayed off of it & in about 6 weeks gained about 10lbs.

Have liposuctioned fat implanted into your body.

Outside of that, eat more growing foods (lots of plants, lots of whole grains, lots of dead animal parts) and hit the gym doing mainly compound exercises.
