from the strength and conditioning aspect, MMA and judo are going to be the heaviest on mainstream anaerobic sports strength and performance enhancement
you can train football, MMA, judokas, oly lifters, and powerlifters all together during the off-season. very similar 'general needs'. i dont know about the more esoteric martial arts, but these are the ones i've had personal experience w/in the S and C world.
