The fat on your abs and obliques are the last place your body goes to for energy. Just keep at it, and maybe add some interval training.
Takes time and proper dieting. I'd really cut carbs, especially fructose.
You can't target specific areas for fat burning. You just have to keep doing fat burning exercises until eventually your body decides to start burning the fat in a specific area.
