OP here. In BMT you wake up everyday at 4 in the morning and run for 30 minutes doing a form of jogging for 5 minutes, sprinting for 1 minutes very fast, walking for 1 minute, and jogging for 5 minutes. Then when you finish we do 20 pushups, 20 situps, and 10. pyramid pushups. Then stretching to warm down.
