WORKOUT QUESTION TYME Anonymous
I'm going for a lean and toned look. Not a lot of muscles per se, just definition and cut looking. Like that dude off of Fight Club or something.

I'm 163lbs 5'10" 15% BMI

Any suggestions on a weekly workout routine? I don't have access to a gym because I live in the middle of no where, but a do have a pair of 15 pound dumbbells laying around <_<

order ankle and wrist weights. order one of those nice "space-saving" dumb bell things.

jogging, pushups, sit ups, pull ups (order bar if you don't have one), dips, etc etc etc

it's really really easy to get cut without a gym, just need to use your own body weight and a little assistance now and then. use common sense.
