is this a healthy diet ? or am i starving myself.i didnt felt so hungry though.
today i ate this:
breakfast:
1 slice of brown bread
matchbox size feta cheese
sugerless tea
lunch:
soup
1 serving meat with potatoes
half serving pasta with cheese
afternoon:
2 carrots
sugerless tea

eat REAL food. By real food, i mean don't shy away from things that you might deem not suitable for weight loss. Sausage and eggs are good breakfast foods. Just because something has some fat or doesn't see like a "diet" food doesn't mean you should avoid it. Losing weight depends on eating a smaller amount of HEALTHY food, not just a small amount period.

You have to eat and be energized frrom what you eat. Skimping out on valuable nutrients by skipping out on wholesome food will not make you lose fat. Sure, you'll lose wiehgt but you won't be burning fat and you'll be burning up precious muscle.

TL;DR: eat wholesome food,just don't eat a ton of it. Rice, eggs, sausage, pasta, bagels, chicken, beef, its all good.

You need to eat more for energy, minerals and nutrients. Your diet seems varied but you don't eat enough.

Look at a regular diet (2000 calories for women, 2,500 for men) and just cut 25% off if you really want to get thinner. Then do a little exercise to burn off the fat.

yeah it seems nothing but if im not wrong all i ate is around 1700-1900 calories for today.i just cut the sugar and the bread, and other junk food.the breakfast was not enough though.

anyway i just started dieting, and this was my first day.aim is to lose 10 kg by 21st of january.

i also need something to eat between meals, what do you suggest.(dont offer american stuff, theyre not here :) )
