Romanian Deadlifts. Pretty much, a cross between regular and stiff-legged deadlifts. Very controlled, lower weight than regular deadlift, but you probably won't get as much gains doing that all the time.

You know what? I would just go ahead and do deadlifts and squats anyway. Just stay away from fast, jerky movements (snatches, cleans, etc.) and you should be good.
