Hay /fit/,

i've never been able to put on muscle mass at all, but in the past two weeks or so i've been made to do probobly 60 pushups a day, and my arms and chest seem to be getting bigger.

From what i've heard 60 a day shouldnt be enough to make a real impact, so have i just been told wrong and thats why im getting bigger, or is puberty finally getting its ass in gear?

Next time your family finishes up a gallon of milk rinse it out, then fill it with water. Get your backpack and put the jug in the backpack. Do pushups with this. If you can get sand put sand in the jug instead. Just do anything that will add a lot of weight making your pushups harder.

OP I can only do something like 26 pushups and I keep getting bigger from pushups. I'm skinny so it's easier to notice. My triceps, deltoids, traps, and pectorals have gotten bigger with the variety that I do.

Depends on how many reps you do per set
8-12 = moar size than stamina gain
12-18 = size and stamina, litte moar stamina than size
18+ = mostly just stamina gains
