Stretchmarks never disappear. Don't believe the myths. You can reduce their appearance, and they may naturally fade in appearance over time, but they will never disappear.
The only real solution is dermabrasion, but that's both painful and expensive. You litereally have to remove the layers of skin that are stretched.
But, there are a few things you can do to reduce their appearance and help them fade. Try daily applications of lotions designed to deal with stretchmarks, (i.e., products with cocoa butter) try toning a bit to help your skin snap back in place, and maybe try to get plenty of sunlight. These may help reduce their appearance overall, and in some cases, may make it seem as if you don't have them at all. These aren't really permenant solutions, though. You would need to keep up with a constant routine in order to keep their appearance down in the long-run.
