I'm looking for a program similar to 5BX, but as it is a bit dated, I was hoping there are better programs out there for general fitness these daysRequirements:- progressive- quick (30 minutes a day tops)- no special equipment needed (I can get access to a chinup bar, dumbbells & barbells if need be, but nothing more specialised than that)- a bit of variety so it isn't too boring- can start out from a fairly basic/low level- includes both cardio & strength components
