I was a skinny fag and ate very little, it wasn't that I wasn't hungry, I just had a certain amount of money to spend on food or else I couldn't afford rent. Still, I went at my routine constantly. I didn't see huge gains, but I saw progress.
Eventually, I found a job, and started eating like I wanted too. etc, etc. But I don't forget that I started just pounding the floor and pavement, and that even if I wasn't eating 150 G of protein, it was making a difference. There are no excuses, except if it's a rest day. Then tell yourself you NEED to fucking do nothing.
