like i said, i'm having trouble with stabilizers. i could have done way more than 215 on my last set of SQUATZ (i would realistically estimate that my quads could handle my whole 300 lb set) but my back and shoulders kept giving out and i felt like i was going to lose control of the bar. i did 16 reps by 175, then 12x195, then 8x215 -- it was supposed to be 10x215 but i almost fell over -- then instead of adding more weight, i just did 2 more sets of 10.
