sup /fit/, need some help here, I've been eating right and healthy for months and been working out/cardio and been getting great results but I think I need to change some things up food wise to help my metabolism and help break this plateau(other than more intense workouts and longer duration)

my only problem about the food I have is I really only still have 3 meals a day

for example

Breakfast: 2-4 egg whites in the morning. some oats, cinnamon, raisins.

Lunch: something lean with greens and carrots maybe

dinner: same as lunch

pre bed lowfat or nonfat cottage cheese

also only drinking water/milk, not including protein shakes as a snack or meals
