Hey, /fit/. This is my first time in this thread, and you have probebly heard this a million times before, but i'm curious. I'm about 50-60 pounds overweight, I have a gut, but i suck it in all day. I also have man boobs, but recently, i've just been going to the gym and benching, because i seriously want to focus on the chest. I just want to know if this is a good and practical idea? Will focusing weight lifting on one area produce results quicker than a "spread out" workout?
