I need some help fit. I have been lifting weights for about 2 and a half years now and still am in the beginner bracket. I started Dec 05 weighing in a 239lbs and Nov 07 I hit my leanest weight which was 147lbs. Since then I have fallen off the nutrition almost all together. I am wanting to start back on, but I dunno if I should cut or bulk. I weigh 185 right now and I am betting im at 20+% BF. The reason I dunno if i should cut or bulk is cause my arms are still only 14 inches and have not grown since I started lifting. Advice please /fit/ will put pics up in a sec

I think you should do a bunch of cardio to burn down some of that fat, then start bulking.

Originally I thought I had gynecomastia and wanted surgery, went to the doctor and it turns out my body just likes to store fat in my pecs. My first initial weight loss I just ran for like 3 hours a day everyday and eating 1500 calories. Then I started learning and researching and found johnstonefitness.com and bodybuilding.com. Boosted my calories to around 2300, 5 day split, 3-7 days of LISS cardio at 70-75% my MHR. Then I hired an online personal trainer cause I had plateaud at vizualxcellence.com and he put me on 7 days of LISS 4 days of lifting, 1550 calories on days I didnt lift and 2000 Calories on days I did lift. Then at the end of his program I lost my job and have gained it back because I do next to no cardio now and I eat like shit though I still lift 3x a week. Also I forgot to add that I have not made a strength gain in 1 year.
