dislocated knee cap Anonymous
so i dislocated my right patella and i can't do any leg exercises for 2 weeks, then i can only do what a physio says i can do on it. atm im crutch dependant and i cant walk on it, and it will be like that for 2 weeks. im taking this week off from the gym but im not taking more than 7 days off - so after 7 days il go back and do upper body.

any tips on preventing fat gain in this immobile week? my body is used to consuming over 3000 calories a day and im finding tht even though im inactive atm, im still starving all the time - im limiting my food intake, but its tough.

any tips? note - i walk around a fair bit on the crutches, im not used to being inactive.
