Hi /fit/,
Ive lately started getting interested in bodybuilding and im pretty much into it now, yet I've got myself a few injuries. I had forearm infection, and now a second, which I do not know what is yet. Its only for the left arm though. Whenever I raise it, theres like something that stings in my left front shoulder, going down to the arm too a little. It doesnt literally hurt, but it feels weird. A guy I know said it might be a trapped nerve, but what are your thoughts? If you dont quite understand i can try explain in other words.

check with your fucking doctor. And if it is MRSA keep that chit out of the gym. I see enough of that at work

its not that serious that I would check on my doctor - yet, although it could get worse if I started training with it - right? I have a suspision that squat grip or flyers might do this.

Dude I have no idea what kind of infection it is and whether it could get worse. Is it topical, is it deep, why is it recurring, what got rid of it in the first place?

Train or go see a doctor. Are you scared of doctors?
