How does fit count calories? I generally eat healthy but I want to make a diet plan consisting of 2300 calories a day to start getting cut. Where can I find a list of foods that I can make a diet out of? Also I just finished a bulking routine so should I keep taking protein supplements? or are they only needed when building muscle.
