Fixie vs multi-gear?
>> Anonymous
Fixies are for anachronistic fucktards who wear monocles and pocket watches
>> Anonymous

+cheaper
+lighter
+easier hill climbs
+steadier pedaling

-harder braking
-no coasting

I personally see fixies as the better bikes.

Dues ex Machina fuck they make some sexy fixie's and motorbikes, pity they are way too fucking expensive for what they are

On the contrary, I find that fixed gear bikes are more difficult to ride up hill.

And all the people that ride them are elitist assholes.

Keep fixed gears on the track. It's where they belong.

i prefer multigear. i've been riding bikes with gears my whole life and i couldn't imagine not coasting...

track bikes def. belong on the track, but i know plenty of people who ride them just fine in the street. it's just the cool thing to do now for whatever reason
