hey /b/boysfor the past 2 nights ive stayed up to about 3 am and have been waking up at about 4 pm. but tommorow i have to wake up at around 9:30 am to workout between 10:00 am and 12:00 am at school.how can i go to sleep if i dont feel tired at all, i tryed just laying in my bed but ive been laying there for 2 hours...i dont have any medications and i fear that staying up will make me less sufficient when working out the next morning
