OP has gained ~3 lbs over the weekend.

New PROTIP: Don't eat at Chilis.

I lost 4lbs. I'm sure it will be back by Wednesday, my weight normally fluctuates about 5lbs on any given day anyway. I have no idea how people can even say they've gained/lost anything less than 10lbs, it's too variable.

OP again...

Then would you imply because I normally eat healthy, my weight will be back to normal by the end of the week?

It's not going to ruin your diet if you treat yourself every once and a while. Just be smart about it and don't binge. Treating yourself every once and a while actually helps you to stay on diet because then your not as likely to go on an all and all crazy binge.

Yeah crazy binge would be insane...

It's just yesterday I probably had close to ~2,500 - 2,700 calories worth of food (I'm guessing if this was 1800 calories here), so I feel really guilty with myself especially after looking at my weight. Though I've also a good 2-3 liters of water today, so maybe that's affecting it too...

Don't feel guilty, just tell yourself that your going to eat healthily for the whole rest of the week.

Unless you weigh yourself randomly then this shouldn't be true. Weigh yourself naked in the mornings after taking a dump/piss and before eating. If you weigh yourself at night or in the middle of the day then of course your weight is going to fluctuate. "ZOMG I GAINED 5 POUNDS FROM THIS MORNING I WONDER IF ALL THAT FOOD I ATE HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT".
