what do you guys know of the p90x training system?
I just pirated the whole DVD set and it seems pretty good from what I've been doing.

Anyone else have any experience with this system and is muscle confusion a correct way to build a swimmers body?

OP again. I'm like 120 with a marathon runners body without the endurance. I'd like to get up to 130

You could always just... you know... swim...

P90x is a good way to gain fitness if you already have some physical ability, just do the power 90 if you don't and work your way up to p90x. Unfortunately, I don't have a torrent for p90, and TPB doesn't either.

I do have some physical skill, I've been working out for 5 months doing 2 days a week of weight lifting and 4 days of 1 hour calisthenics.

The issue it I've kinda peaked in my body tone, and I'm not very knowledge able on muscle mechanics and how to manipulate my works outs for best results.

TLDR: I forest gumped my way in decent shape and need a good system to help me

Well... what is your diet like?

I've seen people get crazy results from the program in just two weeks of their nine week program (like, this guy had this hanging belly that just sucked up, it was amazing). I'm not sure how it is personally, but if it can do shit like that, then it must be good.

Did you see these in an advertisement, or from a real person not affiliated with it just showing their progress? Fitness advertisements are extremely fake

different anon, but I've seen it happen because someone close to me has been doing the program. Also, there are tons of videos of progress on you tube.

I've actually seen a lot of guys on bodybuilding.com forums use the program, it's in their pictures section.

bb.com is alright... But the place has too many fucking retards. Sort of like /fit/, but they're... I dunno, worse.

I actually started with running and then went into it. The running got my body in shape and p90x got my body ripped. After I plateau from running I did the program
