Sup /fit/.I've recently started a diet with the intention of cutting down on my unhealthy snacks, however I'm finding it very difficult to go from Breakfast -> Lunch -> Dinner without snacking.So I'm here to ask what sorts of things I should snack on. I heard that Boiled egg whites with a pinch of salt are good and some fruits. What sorts of fruits does /fit/ recommend? And is there any other foods which I could consider for snack.Love Anon.

Green and orange vegetables/fruits are your best bet; stay away from eggs unless you're including them in your actual meals rather than having them as a snack.
I heard the protean in boiled egg whites is good, providing you aren't eating the yolks.
