i have a tendency to slouch with my shoulders slightly forward, what are some posture improving exercises you guys can suggest?

~ Do a self test. Stand on your wall with both of your feet approx. 1 foot away from the wally. Bend down a bit. If you can put your arm through that slouch area on your back that means you have Anterior Pelvic Tilt. You need to fix yoself NEGRO.

2. Pull ups and pull your knees up while your doing them
3. Situps and reverse situps
4. White power
5. Black Power

How bout just thousands of situps?

Sit on a chair without a back instead of whatever you normally use to sit at the computer.

Then sitting with good posture is more comfortable than slouching.
