Recovering after sickness Anonymous
hey /fit/ I've been sick with the flu for about a week now, and while I'm feeling a bit better (I had a fever of 105 for days - went to the hospital, etc) I'm now feverless, yet I have a rather nasty cough. I've been taking walks on the treadmill at home to start breaking that stuff up in my lungs, and it's helped some - but I'm now walking at 3mph - which is slow to me, compared to my usual 5mph. When do you guys think I should start exercising normally/at a decent pace again?

Oh.. and I'd like to get some abs too. Pic related. It's me (I posted here before)

ive got an idea. this was proposed earlier in the week on this board. let me put my dick between your titties while you do crunches, then you do crunches for 15 minutes. sounds good to me.
