Getting super fit Anonymous
Hi /fit/, I've been going to the gym now for about 5 months and I have gotten pretty fit. I have lost 88 pounds in one year and now I want to become ultra fit. I want the six pack and all that shit. I've been doing crunches and stuff but it's just not working. Any Ideas?

Get one of those fancy spray on six packs to cover you while you're working on the real six pack. Then take your shirt off and do squats.

Why do people only train their Abs to get a sixpack? The most important thing for a sixpack is low body fat. Therefore: Eat good, train the whole body (not just your abs) and you will get your sixpack.

I took an online Body Fat Test(not so sure that its very accurate) and it says that I have about 14% bodyfat
