So guyz,

I'm in the process of losing weight and i've hit a bit of a plateau so i'm planning to eat normally (1700 cals) for two days, 900 one day, rinse and repeat.

Will that 900 day severely lower my metabolism and cause me to actually gain weight on the 1700 days? Fuck I hate what a bitch the human body is, i would just be anorexic and eat a piece of lettuce a day if it wasn't basically becoming an hero.

Would this be a bad time to tell you that 900 calories is far below the minimum safe level for men or women?

Plateau = more cardio.

When that doesn't work, do a little more. NEVER RESTRICT CALORIES MORE THAN 30% BELOW YOUR DAILY MAINTENANCE LEVEL. RAWR!

I walk about a mile just doing my day to day shit, try to do cardio 4 times a week but i usually ending up jogging for an hour once a week :(
