Hay /fit/ i need some HelpI have no access to weights, or a Gym, I weigh around 178 lbs and am around 5'11. And I really need some workouts to slim down... no necessarily put on muscle, I just wanna lose a couple of pounds real fast and then eventually get some muscle. But slender comes first. Can anyone help?

read the first HIIT reference on the HIIT wiki linked. I just did and it stopped me from making this very thread, earlier.
HIIT is a bunch of new age bullshit. 15 minutes of exercise does not magically boost your metabolism to great heights for 24 hours.It's barely been studied and most of the "findings" are some of the most biased shit on the planet. It's the Atkins of exercise and it's a BS gimmick.
