I hit the gym for the first time last Friday. I'm not fat, but I'm not in awesome shape. I'm used to doing push ups and sit ups and shit like that at home, and I'm not overweight. I felt like my arms/shoulders/abs were actually kind of fit before I went, which is why I'm making this "SURPRISE!" post.

But FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK am I ever sore still. Do you gym-going fags seriously stay sore like this all the time, or will I eventually not even be sore the next day, let alone 4 days later?

First time I went to the gym I was also sore for like 1 or 2 days. Now however I'm not sore at all after hitting the gym, sure I feel pain when I'm doing my work out but when I'm done.. not so much.

Okay, good, the pain is going to go away.

But for the mean time, I'm fucked. Doing exactly what I did, as many times as I could while maintaining form... Would that make "everyone" sore, or is it specifically because I'm a newfag?

Or should I actually do less next time?
