Sup /fit/ I have a slight dillemma, I always used to be relatively active, a physical job, relatively balanced diet and active hobbies along with a bit of jogging every morning. Never took fitness too seriously but kept relatively above average or at least tried to. But long story short one completely fucked knee and 2 years on my ass letting my diet go to shit has taken it's toll, I'm no hambeast that gets out of breath going up stairs and I'm working fulltime again so things aren't slipping too bad, my problem however is I just cannot run, nor indulge my other hobbies that kept me active, considering I can't run and ergo any other leg-related high impact things are out of the question, what kind of excercises/routines can I work into my schedule to replace that, I feel my general working out and time spent at work tends to only focus on specific muscle building not overall health/cardio/stamina/weight as much as the running I can now no longer do.
