>>22309 I felt the same way when I started, my legs were shit, however, after a week I could do what I did the week before without feeling any pain, and I suspect next week will be the exact same way, I'll be able to jog at a steady rate without fail, and beyond that I'll be able to run without fail after a while.
tl;dr, exercise builds muscle, but it takes dedication and time.
