Without weights is going to make it a bit of a hassle.
Push ups are an obvious answer. Diamond push ups in particular will work out the areas you want. There are more kinds of push ups than I care to explain, just google push ups and I'm sure you'll come across plenty of useful techniques.
Dips are another great one.
Swimmers will be good for your back.
