Ok /fit/ so over the last couple of months I have really been working out started out at 280lbs and am now down to 165lbs but I still have some fat left and I think it may be the one thing I didn't give up all this time, soda. So /fit/ is soda the last thing standing in my way? Is this last fortress of fat the last stand of soda? I usually have about 3 or 4 cans a day, if I cut this shit out will it be all good?

Yeah you gotta ditch the sodas, or switch completely to diet soda / coke zero whatever. Should cut down your calorie intake by about 600-800, pretty significant.

Op here. Do you guys think this soda is the source of my remaining fat? It's just slight mantits and gut still, not really noticeable but very annoying. Other then the sodas all I ever eat is salads and rabbit food.

And how tall are you OP, 75kg really isn't that much unless you're like 4 foot tall. I'm 65-70kgs, and pretty lean, 5'6". Although I think I have like heavy bones or some shit cos people are always surprised by how much I weigh,

Hey well done losing that weight. Yes, cut the soda out it could very well be feeding those last fat reserves. However, I would also advise you to begin some compound weight lifting. Just normal stuff, You will love the results.

Drink carbonized water. Perrier, Seltzer, Sparkling water or whatever the fuck you guys call it.

Some of them are naturally flavored, and they usually have 0 calories.
