You should get those stretchmarks sorted

your arms look like its full of lard and very little muscle. Start to cut. I'd recommend regular sessions of squats whilst alternating the days to allow for recovery.

The thing is, I'm not willing to give up my soda and fast food. They are like part of my lifestyle and I won't change that. I won't be prepared to work out properly for more than 5-10 minutes a day cos I don't think its worth it.

But any get buff, quick and easy tips you guys have is welcome. I only want to exercise on my arms, so what sorta stuff could I do to lose weight all over my body including stomach from just arm exercises? To be fair I think i'm in great shape already despite my unhealthy eating. My days on the beach I usually pick up a lot of girls. I just wanted to look even more muscley and stronger.

Any help would be good, thanks!!

uh, you ever tried p90X? That shit'll sort your ass out. The problem is also that a woman coming off of pregnancy or whatever is probably going to be slow as hell to recover. Bigger weights, shit-ton of pushups, squats, run your ass off. Get a backpack and fill it with bricks as you do everything. When you feel like you're going to die, you know you're doing it right.

second. I did the pork chop platoon in basic. I saw a woman in a different group almost every day as we trained close ish and you don't forget to look at women regardless of how close or far they are from you. this one short black chick went from fatass to brick house in about 90 days. By the end I saw her doing some pretty amazing stuff. I also wonder, what happened to all of those no doubt horrible stretch marks?

no soda, no sugar, no cookies, no sweets. Water, tea, coffee. Pushups every day, 3 times a day until you want to die. Then situps 3 times a day until you want to die. Then run 4 miles. Dedicate the evening to heavy lifting or if you don't have any of that, squats, lunges, whatever with huge backpack filled with weights. THe problem is that most women go for spinning or yoga or other worthless crap.

Thanks for the tips everyone, esp the tip about the Marines, which is actually in my game plan,,,I want to be in even more shape before enlisting so that I'm not shocked to hell physically, lol. Thanks to the female Marine who posted here also, along with the others who gave helpful advice. I'm open to more ideas so if you have anything, send it my way.
