Anyone else needs to deal with inner thigh abrasion after exercising for a few days? I can hardly walk with this shit after brisk-walking for 3 days, 30 minutes each time.Yeah yeah, I know it's because of my fat thighs. Is there a way to prevent this? And don't say "lose weight" because that's what I'm trying to do anyway.

get some bicycle shorts made of the special fabric thats smooth and silky made to prevent this and wear em as boxers

>>422061Make it 40 minutes. Lipolyse stuff etc. When you can 'briskwalk' for an hour try to get to jogging/running as soon as possible without damaging your body in the process. Find a beginner workout that train you to be able to run for an hour (find one that has 2min. walk. 1min jog or something alike). Then you are good to go to do cardio for fat loss on a regular basis (every 2 or 3 days).

Hey OPim a fatarse as well, 6'1 285lbs.i try to brisk walk 2 miles ever 2-3 days (not enough i know but its more than ive been doing my entire life)anyway, i use basketball shorts,no pockets or anything, and i rarely get chafed.
