I don't have a source for this, and I'm not going to get one because I'm lazy, but I was under the impression after and intense workout your body repairs approximately 90% over 48 hours, then the rest over the next 10 days. So even if you take a week off, you're not missing out, if anything, you're still gaining.

you would still have to eat normally as if you would if you're bulking right? or would you have to cut down considerably? 2000 calories instead of 2700.

as well would you still have to ingest protein equavilant in grams to your overall weight (lbs)?
