unless.. your definition of "lift" is picking up everyday objects like a pen to write a paper, and "cardio" is walking from your computer to the bathroom and back

coming from someone who use to weigh 90lbs and now weighs 142lbs after 2 years, this is what i did...

get some weight gainer, i use this http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cs/gainer.html
mix with milk, 3 times a day, don't skip it

lift heavy, if you're not sore the next day you didn't work out hard enough

absorb milk and eggs

stay away from sugar and shitty mcdonalds food if you can, you can eat some of it and get away with it but if you eat too much you'll end up all skinnyfat

i didn't do cardio while gaining weight, but thats just me

well thats what i did, probably not perfect but whatever
