Trying to build more muscle/bulk in my arms. Keep in mind I happen to have a very lean physique, meaning I have a higher ratio of ligament to muscle, so building mass has always been a problem.

What does /fit/ recommend? Would also LOVE some good forearm exercises. Thanks.

Curls and hammer curls for your biceps, skullcrushers for your triceps. Also good for your triceps: hold a barbell in one hand, raise that hand straight above your head, support the inside of your arm with your free hand so it doesn't bend, and lift the weight.

Do deadlifts for your forearms.

If I remember right, it takes about 10lbs of body weight to add an inch to your arms. Let that be your starting point.
