yeah i'm good. months of rehabilitation though. i ripped 2 ligaments in half dislocated and fractured my kneecap playing hockey. i kept getting up though, does that make me badass?

i started doing squats and now my left lower back and butt hurt when i move. but i remember when i was like 13 a kid pushed me and my back hit a sharp edge of a bench and i had swelling on it.
tl;dr: how to fix back pain

if it helps i think i damaged the cartlage on my lower back. left arse/back dimple.

few days happened before as just sorness but nevar had surrounding muscle pain. im not really to worried about it but if you could post some suggestions to help aleviate pain or heal faster i would appreciate it.

ice it 20 minutes at a time, 10 minute breaks for a couple of hours and take a steaming hot bath, get out and put myoflex or those heating sensation creams, and get your form down right!
