Hey /fit/,

I posted my routine on here last night and asked for advice. I took the advice you guys gave me (lowering reps, upping weights, HIIT) and changed the routine to this:

From 4x15 to 4 x 8

From 75lb bench to 110lb
From 45lb bicep burl to 70lb
From 95lb hip adductor/abductor to 140lb
From 80lb compound row to 120lb
From 90lb leg press to 120lb
15 minutes of 30-30 HIIT (every other day)

I felt a nice burn at the end of the routine, unlike what I'd been feeling with my high-rep, medium weight plan.
