breakfast: protein shake w/ soy milk, 30g of protein
lunch: a 2 egg omelet with veggies and ketchup, and a wrap with cheese and veggies. dessert is soft serve or something sweet that is light.
noon meal: another protein shake with soy milk, 30g of protein.
night: something like a PB&J or soup, light stuff.
that's about it, sometimes i cheat and have some chocolates throughout the day, or if I work out too hard I'll throw in an extra protein scoop.
