Ok /fit/ last night i went a little nuts because of my over eating problem, i ate liek 6 bowls of dry cereal and 4 pop tarts, this is really good compared to how i usually binge too, but so far this morning all ive been doing is drinking mad water and i just had a protein shake, later on im gonna do some H.I.I.T and then idk, anything else that will flush the bad food out of my system without it having that much of a effect on me?thanks
water - naturally cleans out your organs. Apparently you should drink 8litres a day of the stuff but i dont know anyone who drinks that much.Honey is known as the ambrosia of the gods - drinking honey with boiled water is awesome too.

Make sure if you drink alot of water to get some potassium in there too, because water seriously reduces potassium levels if you drink enough of it. eat bananas aswell.

4 liters if way too much.you consume water with your food too.1 to 2 liters per day is enough, only when doing sports of when it is hot, more.
