Too much? >:3
Hey there, the last three week or so I have been on a road to get back into non-doughy shape.

Ive really stepped it up the last week or so.

I started at 190, and am now down to 181.

Basically,

100 pushups,

100 crunches

5x5 reps with benchpress at 70 lbs ( dont own a lot of stuff )

10 miles on stationary bike, upping resistance 1 per mile ending at max 10 for the last mile.
Comment too long. Clickhereto view the full text.

You should focus more on building muscle, and that 5x5 of 70lb benchpress probably doing nothing for you

His goal is weight loss not building his squatz.

huge ass fucking nipples, fatass

I dont really have access to anything, as just eating the right foods is most of my budget.

I am 6'3 and 181 so far. Getting about 150 grams of protein a day.

And yar, my only real options are pushups, squats, pullup bar, and my weight bench with one bar, two 25 pound weights, and two ten pound weights.

I figure I just want to try and get in a starting level, and not be so fat, then I can focus more on bulking and will probably take a weight lifting class at college next semester ( I know lol, but 1 credit and 4.0 added to gpa )

you've got breast tissue, which won't go away no matter how cut you get

If your main goal is weight loss, you need to focus very strongly on cardio, not so much weight lifting/resistance training as you are right now. Look up HIIT, and start destroying yourself with it. Lifting weights will help somewhat with weight loss, but not nearly as much as cardio. What's the point of having muscles if you have layers of fat covering them?

dont fucking lie to him to demotivate him.

of course you can burn that off and its not breast tissue its fat that you have. just cardio and itll burn off (with MONTHS of time)

I understand that I should focus mainly on cardio, but I figured I mine as well just keep what muscle I have working hard during the process.

Is 10 miles a day enough on the bike? It normally takes about 35 minutes to do as the higher resistance is annoying.

I could start doing 10 in the morning, then again at night.

I am also starting a job soon which is stocking and whatnot, so hopefully that will help.

Results are not something I am expecting for months. I just want to know if what I am doing is enough.

No, I can tell just by looking at that he has a) the nubs and b) quite a bit of breast tissue (and fat) around them. The fat will go, the tissue and the nubs are there to stay (unless you get them surgically removed). That's why the nipples are so large and puffy.

Gynecomastia is presented in 85% of teenage males. it should go away after teenage

5x5 70 lbs? Are you 13?

I could really care less about breast tissue. It is mostly fat, but there is a teensy bit which I attribute to constant pot smoking during puberty.

REALLY DOESN'T BOTHER ME AT ALL.

This is a shot that is probably 3 years old when I was moar skinny to get reference of the tissue.

I am more concerned with getting into better shape, not if my nippers poke out slightly.

More like, incredibly out of shape. I hike constantly, and my legs are horribly powerful, but my upper body is god awful.

70 is not that difficult, I could probably bench 120 or so without much issue, which is still terrible. But all I own is 70 pounds of weight currently.

Well I guess that's reassuring, though I haven't been a teenage for a week now. Oh well, time. Will working on my pecks more flatten my chest at all? My nips are very pointy, so I don't really give a shit about that, but I'd like a flatter chest. When I raise my arms, my chest looks awesome, but down, ugh.

You'll need more weight for deadlifts and squats.
Which you should consider doing.

I can probably pick some up once I start working. Is a pullup bar not sufficient for upper body? That thing tore me apart last night doing negatives

puffy nipples?

If you train cardio four days of the week, and do some serious weight lifting the other 3 days, you absolutely will be making large muscle gains, along with blasting through your fat.
Also with your cardio, you need to be doing very difficult cardio, really pushing your heart rate. Simply biking around for 10 miles is exhausting, but you're wasting too much time and you're not going to be pushing yourself hard enough. You need to be working so hard that you'll almost be falling off your bike. Bike nothing but steep hills, slide down, repeat. MUCH better cardio that way.
