Hi /fit/!

I'm 6 weeks into my exercise/diet regime and I've so far lost 20lbs. I'm exercising two hours at a time.

What my question is, is I'm getting tired quicker. Am I doing it wrong? Before two hours was fine, I'd also be able to push myself to two and a half hours. Now I I'm working harder and faster but I'm ready to stop after an hour and a half.

Am I doing it wrong?

No rest days can do that to you.

I'm doing alternate days off but I'm still having to work/bike around on them.

Well I'm trying to lose weight so I'm keeping to 1800 calories a day. I think on my exercise days I'm burning about 5500 so I know that even with a 2lb per week weight loss I'm running a 800 calorie deficit. Instead I'm taking vitamins and fish oil. (Makes me belch like a monster)

Doesn't sound too bad, although if you want to go longer you might consider adding a couple hundred more calories for a while to see if it helps.

Well. Ideally I'd like to get the same work done in 1hr but I don't know if that is possible. I'll be doing this for a while at least another 30lbs. Maybe 60lbs. Then I'll be changing my diet again and starting to lift.

so you burn 2500-3000 calories per session?

90% HR for 2 hours I assume?

I'm not sure how accurate my watch was when I climbed 3300ft in 7.4 miles but I was at 85% HR over 2h:40m and it said I burned 6600 calories. I truly doubt that I burned that many calories, but if I did then I pretty much fucked myself because I did not eat for 15 hours before that and didn't eat a full meal for 30 hours. I must've been burning some serious muscle and/or fat

I figure I'm burning 1500-2000 per session. I also bike 10km to work and back and work a fairly active/strenuous job.
