Quick question, /fit. Would body building exacerbate my already prevalent acne problem? Or would it be my lack of exercise that would somehow make it worse?

pretty much all depends on the diet.

though yes lifting = increased testoserone levels and higher test levels don't' help acne a ton.

Diet doesn't cause acne, but a good diet can help in skin repair. Plus there should never be a reason for anyone to revert to a bad diet, so if you manage to do this somehow you are an epic failure and are better off just killing yourself. go to a pharmacist, get yourself some acne gel with benzoyl peroxide in it

apply once a day over affected areas, moisteurize as needed. thank me in a month.

Or, a better alternative is vinegar. Get some organic apple cider vinegar from the store. Take a shot of it a day to regulate internal pH levels, and apply diluted (1:2 vinegar:water) vinegar to your face after showering. Got bacne? Splash it on and wait 15 minutes before you shower. Don't use soap or any shit like that on your face, just use hot water to get your pores open.

Works just as well as benzoyl (speaking from experience) and is shitloads easier.
