Too much water? Gym-Punk No. 5
Hey guys, I am a gym-punk...I've been going on and off to the gym. but on this go-around, I find myself feeling like I'm going to vomit everytime I workout. This is the routine:
30 mins of Jogging (on Elliptical)
10 mins of Biking (5 mins with balms of foot and 5 with heel, on heaviest setting)
Then anywhere from 4-10 different machines two sets a piece, relatively heavy weights

Now I'm thinking it's that in that two hours that it takes to complete the workout, I drink too much water (appx, 3 1 liter, 17 oz bottles of water)...but I'm sweating buckets, anyone can tell me if that is too much...plus I get vicious headaches in the morning...

You're a faggot. Figure out a routine, find out how it feels, and do it for weeks. Progressively move up in weight, and continue. If you're sweating a lot, you're either

a) doin' it rite.
b) a fat guy
c) going to die from AIDS.

Nothing is wrong with sweating, but not putting water back in is bad. Drink moar.
Early stages of dehydration = headaches.

Get a fucking concrete routine and follow it for like a month. And don't workout for more than over an hour if you can.

This.
Personally I try to drink plenty of water about a half hour before my routine, so I don't have to waste time drinking during the work out. (I try to not go over 45 mins).

Headaches in the morning could be dehydration, drink two glasses when you get up. Coffee helps me, but I'm an addict.

Amd finally, stick to a routine for about a month and see how it goes. If you're serious about this you should be able to get to the gym at least 2-3 times a week.
