Hey miss/fit/s

I've started to drink a lot of energy/caffeine drinks(Red bull and Relentless)during collage when I'm tiered, which is most days. some people say that it's a bad habit. Should I stop/limit it?

Work out instead. You'll be more tired but you'll also start feeling more energetic once you're in shape.

Generic /fit/ answer: stop drinking carbonated beverages and exercise, then do strength training and look like this guy after 6 months.

My answer: Do what ever you damn well please. Someone needs to drink those shitty drinks, otherwise the economy might collapse.

I'd say stop.
1. They're full of chemicals.
2. You'll get addicted to said chemicals.
3. You'll develop a tolerance to said chemicals, requiring you to ingest more to get the same buzz.

Unless you drink a lot of water to balance it out, energy drinks can lead to dehydration. Also, many other horrible sounding things over time if you drink them as though they're water.

Seizures, respiratory alkosis, extreme dehydration, etc, etc, have all be linked with caffeine in some form at some time.

but honestly, as long as you're drinking water and not one of the fucks that guzzles the things in fie seconds, you're fine.

Not to mention that they're loaded with empty calories.

the only solution to being tired is to sleep more and to eat better. adding shit to your diet will make it worse in the long run.

I actually used to drink them a lot until I developed an intolerance, now I can have a cup of jo without getting the shakes.
