Is there any way of gaining mass on the arms and legs and not the stomach?
i've been trying to put on weight as i'm skinny, but my arms and legs ar still as skinny and im just getting a belly.
I eat pretty healthily

is there anything i can do to prevent this?

we need more info...exercise rutine, food that your eating
but whatever you do, you will most likely gain some fat while gaining muscle
and since your a guy, it'll most likely go to your stomach

nope. i've got skinny wrists and ankles too, fortunately i didn't make the same goddamn stupid mistake of trying to put on fat. jesus christ you retard. fat doesn't look good, anywhere.

I do atleast half an hour of quite rigerous cycling a day, about 80% up a reasonably steep hill.
Drink about a pint of milk a day and then only water.
Slice of toast and small amount of butter in the morning
and typically in the day maybe a cheese and ham
sandwich and something like sheperds pie
then again somthing like a sheperds pie for dinner.

I also do alternate days of 5 sets of 15 bicep curls
and 5 sets of 15 pushups

not a good muscle gaining program, cardio will just impede development.

your diet is terrible for muscle gain as well, you need to eat protein at every meal.

i suggest that you get a gym membership and use the following program
