posted these before. (pix and description stolen completely from bodybuilding.com's forum):
Full house = Over or near 20% bodyfat with no visible muscle definition and only a hint of separation between major muscle groups if those groups are very large. Basically a person in this state could be confused for a football linebacker. If you're higher than this bodyfat percentage, you'd be considered overweight/obese.

Hard = Some muscle separation appears between delts and upper arm. Abs are still not visible. Approximately 15% bodyfat.

Cut = More muscle separation appears particularly in the chest and back, outline of the abs begins to appear slightly. Approximate bodyfat level = 12%

Ripped = Abs are clearly visible all the time, vascularity in arms is prominent, chest and back separation is obvious, and face is starting to appear more angular. Condition can be held indefinitely. Approximate bodyfat level = 7-9%

Shredded = Striations appear in large muscle groups when they are flexed. You look small in clothes, but look fantastic when you're not. Vascularity appears in lower abdomen and in the legs. Condition can be held for several days with careful dieting. Competitive bodybuilders often aim for this state for competition day. Approximate bodyfat level = 5-7%

Sliced = Muscles and tendons begin to appear in the face when chewing, striations appear everywhere and vascularity appears everywhere. Bodyfat levels are close to 3% and subcutaneous water levels are near 0. Condition can only be held for a few hours at a time. Not a healthy condition to stay in due to lower water level

that's just fucking disgusting.

>>115816
best body type imo. what you call the "power look"
>> Anonymous
Hmm so I'm about 15%... and I only need to cut a few percent.. which is like 5 lbs of fat. Nice, this thread rules.

>>115830
That's just grotesque.

agreed. but only if you have as much muscle or close to the guy in pic. otherwise you'll look fat.

This is my body fat percentage ambition. Vascularity, definition, v-taper, and obscene legs. Also, a healthy zone for maintaining energy and testosterone.

best ones imo

OP's pic is how I want to be, but did he use a bit of roids to get that sort of definition?

in that photo? i'd say shredded, at like 6-7%. in some of his movies, he might have been closer to the 4-5 range.

bodybuilding.com is even more gay that the tmagnum forums.

why does the guy in
>>115820
seems to be in better shape than
>>115825

what i mean is that the guy in the first one is just satnding and he looks like that, while the second one is flexing pretty hard.

yeah, man, its my fitness dream to have a body like bruce lee...

to be honest, there are two things at work here:
1 - first guy probably has more muscle mass...
2 - 10-15 is ideal male BF% in terms of healthiness... second guy is below that
