yo mothafuckas, MY BACK HAS BEEN HURTING LIKE A BITCH ALL DAY, after I do cardio. and it's been like this for a few weeks now

could it be bad form when I'm using a stationary bike or something, is that even possible to have bad form on a bike?

also I read something about how back pain after cardio has to do with the muscle imbalance in your legs

either way other than temporary relief which I can find out that answer by myself, anyone else experience this, and did it go away eventually?

Yes. The seat should be raised so that when you pedal backwards on your heels, your legs are straight and extended at the bottom of your pedal. If your hips wobble, it's too high. Handlebars almost parallel or slightly higher than the seat. Having the bars too high up puts too much weight on the seat, and can hurt your lower back.
