I'm a fucking fatass, and I'm trying to reverse that (male, 18y/o, 5'3", 190lbs). I don't have time/strength of the will to work out. However, I've no issues with reducing food input. How long is it safe for me to not eat and live on a minimal caffeine/sugar diet?

Pic semi-related, but I'm not nowhere near as fat as that thankfully.

IF your looking for a good way to lose weight get fit, join a gym and hire a trainer it'll cost but it will work cause the trainers can set up a routine that won't kill you. Other than that, I suppose a low calorie diet can be made (google) and jog, but you need to pace yourself right, dont run until your dead on your feet. jog till your lungs give out then walk until you catch your breath, do this for a mile. Regardless of what you do, it will either take money and effort, or time willpower and effort. I personally prefer the time and willpower but that's me. your best option is to spend the money if you ask me
