Just sat down and ate a mid day meal, consisting of a meatball baguette, with salad - onion - tomatoes and some cucumber, all topped with some potato sallad.
Now.. is this going to ruin my whole day? because I became really full when I ate it, and the potato salad seemed like a over kill:/

I'm new to this whole training stuff, have jogged for about 3 weeks now, 7.4 km a day at 40 min (moderate speed i think). Thats why I'm asking:/

Well, as I said, I just started out. And I can honestly say I was supercede to get that far in one go, before I only ran one lap but extended to two after about a week.

But on the other hand I'm a bit over weight and not in great shape:/ So yea, I know it ain't fast, but I'm hoping to get there eventually.
