Hey /fit/

So I've had the standard American life growing up, with one exception: a particularly poor diet. In the last couple years I've lived on nothing but greasy food. No vegetables, very little fruit outside of tomato sauce and fruit juice, and probably very poor health, though I've been too busy getting a 4.something GPA to notice.

So I hooked up with this girl a couple months ago, and she's recently taken an interest in my diet. She's vegetarian. She of course recommended the obvious: eat more fruits and vegetables. But unlike when everyone else in my past has recommended this, I decided I should try it this time. Yesterday I ate

A over-ripe banana
A quarter of a watermelon
A clove of garlic (wow that shit's strong)
A quarter of a cucumber
A piece of grilled chicken (no seasonings)
And the junky stuff that normally would've been my whole day's food stock, about a quarter of a pizza and some french fries.

Now here's the abnormal part /fit/, I usually go to sleep around 1:30, and get up around 11. Last night I went to bed around 1:30 and got up at 6:30. I almost slept half the time I normally do. My eyes are a little sore but other than that I have enough energy where I couldn't go to sleep again if I wanted to.
