Hey /fit/, I do lifting for about an hour and then do thirty so minutes of jogging. My question is: should I take my post-workout whey protein just after the lifting, just after jogging, or both?
there is not a moment in the day when you shouldn't have whey protein in your mouth. don't you want to get big?
Why would you want to run with a belly full of whey?Just wait till after you are done with the whole routine(jogging included).
Probably after the lifting.Or you could split it up and have some after both.
