I went to the physical therapist yesterday as referred from my TMJ doc (dentist) and she's the best in my city so it took like 2 months to get an appt

anyway immediately she was like did you know you are leaning to your left too much?

and I was like wat, I mean I am in chronic pain so some things like that I just shrug off like oh it's the overall pain that's causing random discomfort all over.

But turns out I did one fucking exercise and in a minute my lower back pain was COMPLETELY gone, and 2 days later I haven't had any, though I still have pretty bad facial pain

and looking back the past few months that has contributed to alot of random discomfort and awful awful awful lower back pain

my posture is good and has good and has improved through lifting and exercise in general but, shit how the fuck did that happen? and is it called anything in particular?

like I said it was my left side so I had to do this

Put your right leg up on a chair, pulls abs in, pull left arm slowly up very high. Then hold your breath and lunge forward abit and come back

supposed to do that once every morning and another one every hour

but that one itself immediately got rid of 6+ months of terrible lower back pain and shit I felt balanced, even though she said lifting wasn't helpful at all since one said I was clearly putting more pressure on but she said just do that and your brain does the rest of the work and gets your mussles back to where they should be
