No, I am running outside. Mostly trail with hills and woods. I know distance/speed because I have maps and a cardio to measure all this. It's much easier for me to run on concrete regarding times, speed and ease of pace (I live in a city close to a very huge forest, that's why I mostly run in the woods) but it hurts more. Both those races are ran on concrete.
Do you think that with good preparation running/jogging the semi is possible ? I am talking 8/9kmph here.
On a side note: I tried running on a treadmill once and I was very clumsy and felt like weighing 300 tons. It was a really weird way to move legs.
