Ive been working out since the beginning of the year 5-6 times a day, i was maybe around 20-25 pounds overweight (i dont own a scale) but i know ive lost a bunch of weight, i reshapped my saggy chest into tight pecs, i have larger bicpes, my ass shrunk like 2 inches and over my legs are also all muscly and toned, basically ive toned the shit out of my body but my problem is my gut seems to look almost exactly the same, in my workout i do 100 crunches and 75 leg lifts on my back (for the lower abs), is their anything i can do or change?

Eat less, run more. Anaerobic exercising doesn't burn fat, it just increases your basal metabolism rate. Do some aerobic stuff.

Oh my fucking God. You provided a picture of what is basically the East Asian version of my physical ideal of a woman. If she was Brown I'd be fapping uncontrollably.

Anyways, I'd say that doing some good cardio would be key for you. HIIT would probably be an immediate option since you've shaped up so well recently, though it may still be slow going since it seems like your stomach may well be where your body tends to store fat first. Eat 500-700 less than your maintenance calories per day, and spread those calories out through 4-6 meals per day. Try not to eat about 3-4 hours before you sleep and concentrate on getting plenty of protein so that you don't lose muscle mass.

Mmmm, that's good slimming.

Also, do the stretches in this so that you don't fuck your joints up:

Most importantly, also post more pics of that woman? Please?

Anyway, I'm skinny as hell and I've started working out this week. Still in the conditioning phase though. I go to the gym at 6 in the morning in the hopes that it'll build me an appetite, since I tend to skip breakfast a lot. Hope I get bigger even just a bit.

OP pic is my ideal woman, period

skipping breakfast is very bad, it will jump start your metabolism after 8 hours of starvation that otherwise would force your body into conserving fat. It's not important if you wake up early, it's important that you eat within 30 mins of waking up.

Op i meant to say i work out 5-6 times a week.

anyway, my workout consist of 4 sets of 20 pushups,
4 sets of 25 crunches, 3 sets of 25 leg lifts, and i run in place for 20mins and every 5 mins while im running i place i stop and do a set of 25 squats (this really burns the shit out of my lower body in a good way).

>>79858
is that not enough cardio? i agree my regime seems more for muscle growth than weight loss, but im not sure what to do to burn more fat. ive decided to move my eating pattern around a bit. normally i wake up at 12 eat at 2pm and workout around 9pm eat around 10-11pm then sleep at 3am :/

I think he means treadmill... if not then that's fucking retarded.

Uhm. Don't run in place.

Jump-rope or something if you can't get outside to run, just don't run in place - it's not working the correct muscles and you're cheating yourself.

I meant more South Asian (think India) than black actually, but you get an A for effort.

Just watch out because this stuff's high impact. If you're not careful, you could screw up your joints.

Her name is Jeong Da Yeon (surname first) and I think she was some married woman at least in her 30s who went to the gym a lot, then posted her post - diet pics on the internet. She's milked her fame to publish a few books and become a celebrity too -_-;

For you OP

You must do these all in a row. ONE MINUTE EACH. No resting, no breaks, no fuckin compromise.

1. Leg levers
2. Front plank (on your toes and elbows, body straight)
3. Flutter kicks or hello dollies or both
4. Heels six inches off the ground, legs straight, just holding it
5. side crunches (obliques)
6. other side!
7. Regular crunches
8. Crunches with your legs straight up in the air, knees locked. KEEP THEM STRAIGHT!
9. Bicycle kicks, extending legs all the way out.
10. Crucifix. (Balanced on your butt, heels off the ground, leaning slightly back, arms out)

Mix and match, so long as it is 10 straight minutes of abs.

I thought I had strong abs until I did this. And it was a girl who introduced me to it. She does it after every run. It's working so far for me.
