Hey /fit/. I've been doing kettlebell and HIIT for the past few months regularly.

Well, I got my first hemorrhoid today. It's external. It burns and itches.

What do I do? What does this mean for my exercise plan? Will it go away on its own?

Wear mesh shorts with plenty of breathing room, no underwear underneath these.

Shower immediately after your work-out, don't use any sort of soap and GENTLY scrub your ass.

If it gets worse, use Prep H. But only for a week, if you still have it after a week go to a doctor. You probably have an internal hem and need surgery.

I think it came from over-whiping. I eat TOO MUCH fiber. I have an extremely healthy, high-fiber diet. This causes me to shit 3 times a day, like clockwork, an hour after every meal. Since I have so much fiber, my poo isn't hard. I usually have to wipe a LOT to get clean, 3 times a day. That probably caused it.

I enjoy my high fiber diet, though. My intestines feel squeaky clean. I'm the most regular person I know. The only negative is pooping 3 times a day.

Even if I wanted to not poop 3 times a day, I couldn't. It happens like clockwork, and it's uncontrollable.

Training is going to hurt like a bitch.

On the john, don't strain with your ass, strain with your abs. Contract your abs to push it all down. Lots of fiber and liquid shit will actually work for you, you really don't want piles and constipation at the same time. Also, never wait before going. Don't hold it in for 5 minutes, when you're ready, go. Those are regular habits to take, not just for the here and now.
