Hey /fit/ I have a problem.

Know that feeling when you’re drowsy and lethargic from stress and lack of sleep and you can’t even think properly anymore? Been having a lot of pretty grueling worknights like that lately, but I noticed that while I’m officially a zombie-vegetable a few hours into it, most of my co-workers can go on and on being spontaneous and productive like the motherfucking Fist of the North Star, Jesus Christ.

I absolutely don’t get it. We go through the same grind, chug down almost the same ml of caffeine and do roughly the same amount of bitching and whining and temple-rubbing, but while I’m already glassy-eyed and staring blankly at the monitor thinking of my cat, the FUCKING FAGGOTS ARE STILL ATTACKING WORK WITH THE TENACITY AKIN TO THAT OF A COKED-UP NIGGER. And the boss himself is still sharper than a surgical knife the next day even after all that and a two-hour drive home.

How do they do that? Can you train your mind to be HARDCOAR? Supplements? Meditation? Or is it due to genetic inferiority on my part (i.e., I’m a moderately overweight, slow, stupid fuck who should quit his job before he fucks up real bad)?

Tl;dr: Help me, /fit/. I want to be a MENTAL WARRIOR.

What are you eating daily? Healthy or not? If not, do it for a week and you'll see a big difference. Make sure you're getting at least 8 hours of sleep as well, at a consistent time.

Exercising regularly helps keep you energize as long as you don't over do it.

If you eat very healthy and excersize for just TWO DAYS, you'll see an enormous improvement in your ability to think and communicate. Also, your co-workers have developed the habit to be this way, and you haven't. That's the difference.
