I need help. Was doing hammer curls the other day after stopping for about a month and for some reason, my shoulders feel like they're dislocated when I lift my arms in front of my body. I was using the same weight and form I've been using for some time, yet the pain started today. Should I see a doctor or will it pass?

how was your form? do curls in front of a mirror to make sure you're doing them right. also, maybe you were using too much weight (in which case your form would suck). you could just be sore from holding the weight.

best advice though is to see a doctor.
