I ride a bike to work. It's about fifteen minutes there and fifteen minutes back, a bit of it uphill both ways.

However, I want to start doing some bike related exercise besides going to work. Are there any plans or anything I could use with a bike?

Mountain bike. But you'll need to buy one.
Personally, I bought a mountain bike but I regret it because I'm not using it as much as I thought. Mountain biking is much, much harder than regular. And it's worthless for the road.

use your bike to do curls, rows and shoulder presses. you can also do a HIIT variant with it.

Also, inflate your tires to about 60 psi. Makes it a lot easier. If your tires don't support this, buy new ones.
