What is wrong or how would you change the following general health and fitness program...

Strength (1 or 2 work outs a week)
Performing no more than one exercise from each of the major body movements (Push / Pull / Legs) aiming for 2 sets of 8-12 reps
eg Push = Bench press / Shoulder press, Pull = BB Row / BD Row, Legs = Deadlifts / Lunges

Endurance ( 5+ days a week)
30 min or more continuous walking at a MAX HR of 65%+

Flexibility
10 min of stretching AFTER each endurance or strength session.
