hai /fit/
I have a medical question for you.
I just noticed I have a small bump, extremely small, on the lower right hand side of my right testicle.
I lurked for a while and found out that it probably isn't cancer because I feel absoulutley no pain whatsoever and it is smaller than that of a cancerous bump.
So after all that, I think it is epididymitis.
I weight lift a LOT and it is said that that is a common cause of this.
I've never had unprotected sex so that rules out the STD option.

Have any of you had any experience with this??
Help is appreciated
kthnx

Go to a docotor anyways, if it isn't cancerous then you already knew that, but if it is you caught it early

Is it right between your epydidimus and testicle? If so you might be feeling the appendix testes/appendix epydidimus. Not everyone has it, but some do. It's just a tiny little extra piece of useless flesh that's a bit smaller than a bb.

I freaked out when I first felt mine and thought it was cancer, but I got an ultrasound and was fine. If you're truly worried about it, that's the only way to tell if it's cancer or not.

Hope this helps

Everyone has TWO epididemus, one on each ball, where the tubes connect.

I'm a doctor. Post a picture of spot where you felt the lump.

OP, that is a sebaceous cyst. it's caused by either sebum (skin oil) clogging a pore and growing over or by a bit of dirt/oil clogging a pore until sebum is released into the zit.

There is no way to remove htem yourself and you ahve to go to the doctor. You are not alone, about 15 % of men have them at some time in their lives. Just go see your doctor about it and he will either set you up to have it excised or you will have to see a dermatologist.

source- me, i have them too.

You're an idiot; the lump is on his testicle, not his scrotal skin. Don't give out medical advice anymore, you twit.

You, too, are an idiot. You do realize that there's no size limit on cancer, right? You can have a mass of only a few cells and it can be malignant. Anyway, the most common presentation of testicular cancer is a small, painless bump on the testicle. In fact, once an ultrasound is done, if it's determined that the bump extends into your testicle (intra-testicular), it's automatically treated as testicular cancer until proven otherwise. If the bump is immobile on the surface of your testicle, it's a good bet that this is the case. Also, did you even read a cursory description of what epididymitis is? It's absolutely nothing like what you described.

Not Op here, but...
For me it would seem that the tubing/viens on my left testicle is much larger and in a different place than my right testicle. What is up with that. I'm pretty sure I don't have a hidden 3rd testicle.

Congratulations, you have asymmetrical testes, just like everyone else.
