Hey /fit/, I'm 16, weigh about 140lbs, 5'8", have a bit of a runner's build even though it's been a couple years since I did track. Anyway, I used to be pretty proud of my torso, but I haven't really exercised in quite some time, and my eating habits aren't very optimal, so my muscles have started to disappear and now you can see my ribs and stuff poking out a bit.Is there a good way I can put on more weight/body mass for my torso?
