7:30 Breakfast - Oatmeal 9:30 Snack - 2 Cans of Tuna 12:00 Lunch - Boiled, skinless chicken salad with 2 fruits (usually peaches and plums for me) 3:00 Snack - 2 Cans of TYSONS CANNED CHICKEN 5:30 Dinner - 2 pieces of salmon, light salt.
No eating after 7, drinking water throughout the day, snacking on nuts occasionally but I've cut that out the past week.
