OK /fit/ any really good ways to cut down on body fat?

I guess, but running is the most effective. If you want to lose weight biking then it will be a slower process.

Build muscle
Do lots of cardio
Watch what you eat

More muscle = more calories burned = more fat burned

I lost 35 lbs about 3 years ago by biking. I would ride my bike 4 miles everyday. And on weekends 15 (go to the beach).

This combined with cutting back on the most fatty things (ESPECIALLY SODA, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, NONE OF THAT) reall goes a long way. You can still eat everything, just cut back a bit.

Yeah about the soda for the past week I've cut out soda completely from my diet and I'm seeing how much good that'll do me. I used to drink at least a 20oz a day.

Soda is terrible for you.

Also, one 21 oz. soda has 58g of carbohydrates. When you're trying to burn fat, large amount of carbohydrates are not good (though you do need some).

It's full of high fructose corn syrup, which your body just puts straight into your fat reserves. You fucking fatty.
