Worthless. I've tried a myriad of ab excersises. The absolute BEST thing you can do for yourself is buy yourself an ab-wheel. Start with sets of 15 and at first you may only be able to do one or two sets, but go very far out, almost vertical without touching the ground. You can do this daily since your abs compensate and recover more quickly than other parts of your body.
