I'm a skinny fucker, currently doing a 3 day a week full body routine.

Seeing some progress so far but my arms are not changing at all. How the fuck do I bulk my arms up more? They are so long and thin

Routine involves bicep curls, reverse curls as well as rows, bench press, squats, deads etc etc

Chin ups, which means palms facing you.

this. since triceps form most of your upper arm, training them will add more thickness than just training biceps. plus dips are a goddamn awesome exercise.
