My shoulders and forearms are pretty weak in comparison with the rest of me. I HATE working them, which doesn't help.

What are some good shoulder exercises for these muscles? Also, on which days do you do shoulders? Forearms obviously go with biceps, but I don't have a shoulder day or anything.

Same problem here. Usually my forearms get worked with preacher curls and deadlifts so it's getting better. I work shoulders on back day, usually stick with shoulder presses, dumbbell lat raises, rear delt rows and rear lateral raises.

Most people never work posterior (rear) shoulders and it pisses me off 'cause it's necessary to a full back.
