skinnyfag here, 5'7 125lbs 18 yrs, any anon give me a good daily diet of what to eat, i realise i need to eat triple what im eating now, i want you to go all out, looking to gain 20-30 pounds

A LOT.

Steak, potatoes, chicken, nuts, pasta, wheat bread, fruits and veggies, chipotle.

20%-30% of your calories should be fat, 20% protein, whatever is leftover is carbs.

1g of fat= 9 cal, 1g protein= 4 cal, 1g carbs= 4 cal

I'm 5'5 and around 140 and I'm still trying to gain a bit. So this is a good goal for you.
