So, /fit/, how much body fat % would you guesstimate I have based on this picture?This was taken at the end of Lacrosse season, and thus I consider it to be the best shape I've been the whole year.Also, I would like to ask a simple, and to some even dumb, question: is it better to lift BEFORE or AFTER the cardio session, and why?I ask this because the gym I currently go to has a stupid advanced program where you run on a treadmill for 20 minutes at the beggining of your workout and then 20 minutes AFTER lifting. I need more information about what's best, for maximum results are needed by August.Thank you.
Do the cardio at a different time in the day than your weight lifting, at least 3-4 hours bewteen w/ a meal.Also you are between 3 and 20% body fat. Seriously dont worry about that.
