Since i really haven't worked out..in well forever. I'm probibly just going to walk/run on the treadmill for 30 min, and work on abs/upper chest the other 30 min.
Current Meals...I dont eat breakfast. For lunch..either a salad, or sandwich, and dinner..whatever happens to end up at home, if nothing, same as lunch. If we dont have that ill go eat fast food or something.
