Sup /fit/

I'm a hairy guy and I hate it. I want to get laser hair removal when I have the money for it. For now I'm undecided between waxing or using Nair.

I've heard that wax keeps hair off longer, but I've also heard that Nair kills your follicle and eventually stops it from growing.

I wanted to know if anyone has heard this also. I heard this all from a friend of mine and I have no reason to doubt her, but it would be great to know for sure.

Wouldn't killing hair follicles be bad?

OP here. I guess it would be, but I would like for the hair not to grow back. That's why it interests me.

just don't steal it. i have a male friend who a couple years ago tried to steal nair from a super market and got caught. probably not going to live that down anytime soon

LOL

It costs like $8, there is no point in stealing it. Besides, self checkout removes the awkward moment between you and the cashier.

Just buy it and try it out. Worst case scenario it grows back eventually.

My friend decided to use Nair once.

Worked surprisingly well, but he told me he had stubble the very next morning.

if you use nair or leave it on too long it can give you chemical burn which makes waxing really painful and it makes your skin tough

dear hairy anon

i an another fuzzy anon. i tried nair on my head once. I did not fucking like it. chemical burns. i kept to razors for shaving my head from there on out.

If you're a fuzzy guy and relativly single. I recoment just buzz trimming your fuzz to a less sasquatchian level depending on how 'hairy' you really are

Heh, and his friend was supposedly the robber... Trim your hair down to a low level, go buy some of that tape that's used when you sprain your ankle, tape yourself, and RIP AND TEAR it off! It'll never grow back again. I know this because I taped my shins one day when I was 15 to temporarily take away the pain of running with shin splints. 12 years later, there are shiny areas on my lower leg where hair would've been.
