By correcting the rest of your diet, eating approximately 6 small or medium meals throughout the day, balanced, you will have reduced cravings for such sugar spikes.
begin learning proper nutrition now. i know schools generally teach jack shit about it, so use the resources you have available to you, the internet, maybe a good book if it doesn't kill you, something, anything. get better nutrition, now.
