I am a fat lazy bastard, but I now have a goal in life(If you want to know I'll tell ya): I want to be able to run 5 miles and have a decent build. The decent build isnt really as important as the five mile thing(although if it helps...).

So my question is, where do I start? I have a gym membership but I havent been in 2 months and I really dont want to ask anyone there for help so, can you guys help me?

i'm an ugly overweight fuck (lovehandles and shit) and can run 6 miles in an hour without a problem

in fact, i first did it when i got lost while running; i was 5'8" and 175lbs (aka overweight feez)
