Snacks Anonymous
Hey /fit/, recently I've switched what I've been snacking on (chocolate : /) to almonds, apples, and water. I'm guessing that I'll see an improvement since this substitution is much better for me.

What does /fit/ snack on or recommend?

Blueberries, pumpkin seeds (needz mah ironz, I is a veggie...), handfuls of dry Kashi cereal, fresh fruit, fresh fruit with almond butter, dark chocolate (obscenely good for you in snack-sized portions, get organic for best results), raw veggies (no dips, I find them disgusting), a small slice of sprouted bread with homemade tzatziki and fresh chevre, or just water.

keep a bag of baby carrots around, snack on them like potato chips. they are crunchy and small so a good substitute if you get teh munchies
