I've been progressively working up to this the past few weeks, clocking anywhere from 2-4 hours on the bike a day. I didn't bike today, I'm letting my muscles stock glycogen and such.

That would be so much better on a recumbent bike with a good seat. Also, when I was in heavy endurance lower intensity training I rode at about a 20-mph pace on flat asphalt (The equivalent, or at least what felt like it) for about 10 hours while watching the full LOTR trillogy. Sitting anywhere for that long is going to make something sore, and even with the padded recumbent bike-seat (Similar to a bucket-seat in a rally car) things got a little tender.
