/fit/ ive gained like 20 pounds at college. I no longer have a nice 6 pack like i used to, instead its chubby fat all over my stomach. Yeah its a beer belly.

Just wondering whats the best way to shed the weight. I lift wights like 2-3 times a week for about an half and hour to an hour but only to stay toned and not gain mass.

I know most of you here are really health freaks and what not, but im really just a moderate. Im not looking for a super killer body with chiseled abs and perfect definition.

I know my diets wrong. I go to college and seem to take up spare time with eating. I cant fucking help it! I hate that i eat so much now. Its not tons but im sure its not helping.

I typically eat about 1 hamburger w/everything and frys for lunch, and dinner is usually mashed potatoes and some other sort of meat and vegetables. And throught out the day ill have a bag of chips or two. I only drink water, and alot of it (hate soda's and healthy drinks aside from pure fruit juice are too pricey).

What are some good ways to help curb my apatite? Thats really the problem. I dont like any sort of stimulants what-so-ever, so ephadra wont work. Any good suggestions?

Most studies indicate that beer isnt the problem, its all the eating that goes along with drinking the beer.

Freshman and Sophomore and Junior year I ate and drank and drank and ate all the time and I gained like, i dont know, 60lbs.

Senior year I worked out, ate healthy, and still drank all the time, and lost like 50lbs of fat and gained a ton of muscle.

Before college I was like 200 benching 205 (max). Junior year I was close to 265 benching 135x6. At the end of senior year I was 230 maxing at 305 on bench. Now I'm 235 maxing out at 365 on bench. I still drink whenever I want to, which is fairly frequently.

To be honest, i've lost weight in college because i hate the food in my dormitory and tend to walk to the dining hall that serves healthy food anyway

OP here

Yeah im a Junior and didnt dorm it up until around mid softmore year and thats when i gained all the wieght.

I used to be really skinny 6'1 at 150 pounds and drank like a fucking fish but would just fill up with water and eat a sandwich or something to avoid the hangover. I dont think i ate as much as i did now, i would just eat smaller portions. IE, i LOVE top ramen, love, love, love it. Cant do that now because of the dorms dont have stoves much less areas to keep bowls and forks; usually one of those 200 calorie guys would fill me up nicely.

Now i goto go to the cafeteria and food every were i just want a little of everything... ugg.

Im trying to figure out ways to make me not so hungry anymore when i go to the dinning commons.

If i eat less at the commons and just fill up on water, i get hungry 2 hours later.
