Dear /fit/, when i have a question, i usually use google or read Rippetoe's book, but i've found no answers.

1) What makes a lift easier? Today on the last rep of my squat set, when i was at the bottom, i felt like i never could get back up. It took me 10 seconds to get up. And on another repetition the weight felt like light. Is it easy because i cheated a bit or lifted differently? What makes a squat easier?

2) If my protein powder doesn't blend too well with milk, can i still drink it with milk? i bought 10lbs of PVL for 25$ (was 125$) but it mixes like shit compared to my EAS.

generally protein powder is designed to be water soluble... not milk soluble.... however, drink what you want, it won't poison you

how can you drink water mixed with proteins? that's so unnatural.

This isn't true. You can "design" all you want, but the bottom like is that protein is fat-soluble. It can be mixed into water, but you'll find that it'll separate much quicker than if it were in, say, whole milk.

Either way it doesn't really matter performance wise, not at the level a 4channer is most likely training.

Depth could've changed, you might have squatted with wrong muscles for example used your ass correctly in easier rep.

Also if you're talking about reps of different sets, your muscles' energy reserve is probably quite different if you compare the first rep of some set to last rep of same or different set.

1. form. if your left arent far apart atleas your shoulder length it makes it difficult and bad for knees
2. breathing

I use EAS pretty much best protein for reasonable price. ON 100% is the next up from it.
