I have a 6 pack and big biceps but my chest is small, and i dont have a bench press, are there other workout to make your chest somewhat bigger? also are squats with weights make your legs more toned?
>> Anonymous

Fail.

You can do chest exercises with dumbbells (dumbbell chest press, dumbbell flye) and even without weights (push-ups).

Yep, wide push ups

Please don't make push-ups one of your main exercises. Please, please, please.

OP here, ive been doing pushups for years and it built my biceps but my chest is still small, i use dumbells too of course, but never to try to make my chest bigger, so theres like 2-3 dumbell exercises that can work my top and lower half of my chest?

Push-ups are very like to cause injury over long repetitions. There are more effective ways to build your chest that are less likely to end in injury. They're alright for warming up, I'm not saying cut them out entirely, but don't make them a main exercise.

Only if you do them like a fucking retard.
>> Anonymous
>>70073
Why not just keep the repetitions low by increasing the resistance via angle, added weights, etc...?
>> Anonymous
>>70073
What the fuck are you talking about? Since when are push-ups dangerous? I do reps of 25 at 3 sets every chest/tricep split.

Enjoy your torn rotator cuff. There are much more efficient ways do what push ups do, anyway.
>> Anonymous
I'm always scared of rotator cuff injuries, what else is bad for it wise master?
>> Anonymous
holding dumbells to your sides and rotating your shoulders really make the muscles on the sides/back of your neck bigger?

How are push-ups any different from bench presses?
>> Anonymous
>>70106

General rule of thumb: Whatever an exercise makes sore is what they work out.

And yes, that is what shrugs do.

>>70114
is it better to do circles or just go straight up and down
>> Anonymous
>>70121

Circles. Half circle up, hold at the apex for a while, half circle down. Reverse direction, half circle up, hold at the apex for a while, half circle down.

If pushups built your biceps then you're doing it wrong
>> Anonymous

Diamond pushups would build biceps i believe

Rotating shrugs can cause a chronic injury to your rotator cuff.
