How much protein do you eat?

I'm trying to gain muscle mass. I tend to get between 60g and 90g a day, if I really go for it. This is from 'natural' dieting, e.g. no protein shakes, though I'm considering moving to shakes and stuff.

1-1.5 g/lb of bodyweight for natural lifters. If you want to be a 250lb beast u have to eat like one...
