hey mis/fit/s, little question for y'all. I frequently feel rather nauseous after eating a largeish meal, run to the crapper for a round of ass-pissing, then 2 minutes later feel absolutely fantastic (no lasting nausea). Like today, had a steak with potatoes (today's my last bulking day, thought i'd treat myself) which i'm POSITIVE i cooked perfectly, had diarrhea like 2 minutes after, then feel absolutely fine immediately afterwards.
Its probably nothing, but its starting to make me wonder, and its getting a little annoying.
anyway, any help (or lulz-worthy abuse) appreciated.
thanks

You should try cooking it next time.

that steak looks delicious.

Anyone who doesn't like rare//almost raw red meat is a pussy

You can't process things that fast, so it's something else. Maybe you are a bit sick but like me and oblivious to it.

>You can't process things that fast

thats what i thought-it was a little rapid.
what you got?
>> Anonymous
what supplements you on? i used to get this with carnitine.

nothing
just vitamins and cheap-ass stores-own whey protein (when next paycheck clears i'm getting some of the good shite)

The good shit sucks.

...as in, not worth the extra cash? cos if so, fuck i'm keeping that scratch.
spend it on toilet paper

have you been on programme up until today? what have you been eating otherwise?

now i let spill my shitty nutritional habits:
heavy weights 3-4 times a week, cardio 2-3 times (as in alternate cardio-weights, with one rest day)

nutrition: bollocks. live with family, can't really eat nothing but tuna. Think standard brigfag diet-tho i don't eat choclate/chips/fried shit/full sugar soda.
anything in particular i should be looking out for?

Get apple cider vinegar from a health shop and dilute about 2-3 table spoons in some hot water and drink it before you eat your steak.

It improves your digestive system, stomach acid and more.

i'm not clear on what you mean. give me a breakdown of your day to day average eating. don't worry about it being "shitty". as long as it's relatively clean that's all that matters.
>> Anonymous
>>362181
oh and a brief breakdown of your stats, goals, times and accomplishments so far, anon.

just want to put together a better picture
>> Anonymous
>>362181
pff, ok lets see

get up, coffee, 2 slices toast with peanut butter.jam or bowl cereal (no suggary crap-not being a snob, just prefer plain cereals)

lunch-probs a cheese/ham sandwich, lite soda, 2-3 peices of fruit

if working out, a scoop whey protein in water/milk

dinner: biggish-like shepherds pie, roast dinner, pasta, and most likely about 2 or so glasses of wine/beer.

dunno if that's clean-hope that's vaguely helpful!

stats:
Height:5ft 8
Weight: 157 pounds
squat: 8 reps (good ones mind) at 220 pounds
bench: 10 reps 200 pounds
dips: 20
pull ups (closed grip): 12
dead lift: 8 @ 175 pounds
dragonflag: usually about 3-4 sets of 10, followed by half an hour of crying at the pain
curlz: 6@70 pounds
1 mile: 5mins 40 (best time so far-ex smoker so this is actually not bad for me!)
thats all i can think of offhand-these are the exercises i try and focus on, tho i mixit up for good work out/boredom

goals: loose fat, build muscle, aiming to have the maximum amount of strength whilst weighing in at under 162 pounds (for Judo, man!).
plus wouldn't mind being a bit more HUUUUUUGGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH

it's not particularly clean. what are your goals, achievements etc. you're training for gains right? give me stats too. height, weight, goal weight etc.

how long have you had this for? this eating problem?
>> Anonymous
>>362196
oh ok i see you just put them up. ignore the last bit of what i said but the bit about how long you've had this for

are all your meals big portions? you said in your OP after a "largish" meal? are you getting this after every meal? if not, specifically when?
>> Anonymous
>>362198
had this for about a month (been working out for about 5)
i tend to get his after eating loads of meat (funny, when you actually think about it it seems so obvious!), say 6-8oz is all the food i can manage (these days i actually stuggle to finish my food- my appetite is crud-wierdly)
>> Anonymous
>>362210
your stats are impressive. ok, so about a month. anything else going on? not thirsty? any weird abdominal pains? anything else unusual? bowel movements alright otherwise?
>> Anonymous
>>362195
what the fuck

why is your deadlift so shitty, deadlift should be way above your squat and ever more above your bench

me: 6'2" 165#, 1RM front squat 160#, 1RM Squat 225#, 1RM Bench 155#, 1RM Deadlift 275#

thanks!
no thirst, abdominal pain, my bowel movements are fine (except when this happens- and then they're way loose).

need to head (gym-no less), anon if you want more info i'll post it later (if this thread 404's nvmd)
thanks for actually trying to give actual help!-rare here on 4chan.

tl,dr; brb, quadriceps need punishing
>> Anonymous
>>362231
ok man, see you later. if it 404s just start it again and i'll keep a look out. got to head off too. personally i think it could be a meat thing too as nothing else seems to be a problem. what i'd do is keep the portions on these meals smaller, eat more carbs with them and then see what happens. i've noticed when i go strict or introduce certain foods after a few weeks my digestive system gets all fucked up too. i'd say try this and if it doesn't work then trip to the doctor. don't think it's that serious tho.

keep up the good work with your training.

Get more fiber in your diet. Less potatoes, more broccoli.
>> Anonymous
>>362262
cheers dude. just got back-thighs are goddamn dead man!
thank for your advice-am going back to college in a few days, so i'll be able to regulate my diet entirely. will try smaller portions, carbs and fibres.
catch y'all later, ima gonna rest.
