What's the best bang for your buck as far as losing weight/toning up is concerned? I work long and weird hours (45-50 hours a week on the graveyard shift) but it's a lot of downtime sitting in front of a computer and doing some spreadsheets so it's barely better than staying in bed the whole time. Pretty much all I eat for meals are cereal (raisin bran, 2% milk), pasta and chicken (with potatoes). For snacks I usually have an apple, banana or grapes.

Best bang for buck? Regular vigorous sex. 3 times a week or more. Burns calories, tones muscle and is fun.

I need something on top of that for my days off (all 2 of them) since I can't seem to get the last 10-20 pounds off that I need to be in my "healthy" zone.

This is before I started eating right and got a haircut. Better?

I think you eat too many carbs.

But that's me. Whatever makes you feel better, and whatever works for you man. Are you seeing results?

A little. I was at>>205892and now I'm at>>205878but I pretty much hit a wall. I was at 250-260 and now I'm around 200-210 but I want to get another 10-20 pounds off to be at the ideal weight for my height.

I say you're having too many carbs.

Cut out dairy & grain for best results, eat some protein at every meal (not soy. Soy is shit.)

You could actually probably get away with dairy but try to cut out the grain and keep it to oatmeal, sweet potatoes, and brown rice.

Isn't dairy supposed to help with weight loss (along with osteoperosis in later life)?
