I want to blast the fat from my legs. I squat/lunge/deadlift twice a week but it doesn't seem to be doing much to remove the fat itself.Any good exercises? I'm aware that running/jogging/swimming are good but I don't want to lose too much mass from my upper body in the process.What about things like pilates and yoga?
