Don't really come to /fit/ much so I'm sure this has been discussed.But do you think any good will actually come out of this?
it might give you motivation, but it's not going to get you in shape by itself

Well, I actually lost about 12 lbs over the summer using ddr, so I'd assume if you use it you'll at least have some sort of result. But you'll still need to do ACTUAL EXERCISE to stop being a fatass
I use it mostly as a precise scale and a means to track progress. It did make me aware of my posture and helped me address weight distribution when walking/standingGames are fun though and the exercises are actually productive, but nothing you couldn't do without the board.Fun to embarass friends in group situations too.
