FUCK. I took a month off from running because it was the hottest month of the year, but now that it's cooled down I decided to start again. However, I"ve had really bad leg pain after a few days of running--it's the outside/pack part of my upper thigh on one leg, and it hurts like a bitch. I've never had this happen before. Is this just soreness from starting up again/getting into it too quickly, or did I fuck it up somehow?
