Loose some weight. That is the issue. You are straining too much. With all that said - sex isn't really that great of a workout. It only burns 200 cals per hour. Try something like crunches in the morning, and fast walking or jogging. It's just because you are a tad unused to being worked.
(Also note, white south african males sweat a lot too, as do many people from hotter climates)
