So, I've decided to start working out for once in my life. I've been pretty inactive over the past few years and I'd like to to undo the damage. I'm 5'8 @ around 210 lbs. I'm on my 2nd day in a row of jogging for 15 mins each run. I jog in the evening, but eventually I'd like to add in a run for the morning. My question is, how much should I run in a week? I have really bad stamina for running (so far), but I'm not sure how much I should push myself. I also have a set of adjustable dumbells (5-40lbs). What other exercises should a novice like me be doing? If someone could come up with 5-7 day routine schedule, it would be much appreciated. As far as eating habits go, I generally have 2 meals a day (lunch and dinner), but if stopping that habit really makes a difference in losing weight, then that is something I'll really try to do.
