hey /fit/. basically just started really exercising because i am getting chubby. daily i've been jogging extremely slowly for an hour, averaging about 4 miles, so far that seems to be about the extent of my ability. is this too wimpy? i've also been eating better, more veggies/whole grains/meats like chicken and completely cut myself off from pig disgusting snack foods.pic related, what i might look like if i don't keep exercising
