Hey /fit/.For the past three weeks I've been creating a pretty big daily calorie deficit, I've been doing a 6 day workout routine that alternates a full body weights day with an abs/HIIT day, I've been taking Lipo6X/Protandim/Secretagogue one and I've lost 18 pounds. Which is awesome, since I had originally planned on losing 30 by Christmas...so that seems totally do-able at this point.So I guess, thanks for the SQUATZ/OATZ/HIIT meme-advice. I'm doing all of those things and eating less/moving more and it's working so far.(pic not really related...but I've always thought Jamie Eason was hot as hell.)
