Would this be terribly hard to achieve for a skinny fuck? do you need all that protein and fucking 4 hours in a gym each day to achieve this sort of body?
>> Anonymous

You can go from skinny fuck to better than that in about 18-24 months, I'd bet. If and only if you work hard and stick to your diet, I mean.

depends what you look like when you start, but yeah its totally possible in 18 months

It all depends on the diet and how your workout routine goes. But if you're just starting out the first year or so there will be significant muscle gains with just 3-4 day split. don't need to spend 2 hours if you know what to do as most people spend 20 sets doing bicep curls or kickbacks..they should not be your major exercises.

You can go from skinny to this in less than a month with a good gym and proper technique.

Tips: Get a bar (long ones) and a spotting partner. If you do weight that you know you can't handle, but try as hard as you can anyway, doing only a few reps will build you up quickly. Once you're done with those few reps, let those muscles relax and move onto different parts of the body, legs for example from torso.

Alternating and returning to the gym on a daily basis for an hour-long work out and a lap of running should be just fine. You really do have to keep pushing your limits just a bit higher. Once you're able to bench the weight 8 times without stopping, put on another five pounds. Continue.

Keep in mind that you the better you warm up before you exercise, the more growth you can expect. Always do solo-arm work last because practically all torso work requires it. If you want to buil up laterals (The muscles on your back that help your arms move forward) You should do a lot of whole-body lifting on stands like the one in this picture.

Always bring a partner who wants to stay for an hour or so. It'll help you commit and they can push you to go further than you would alone.

Haha, funniest shit Ive heard so far. In a month youll realize how hard it really is and seriously contemplate giving up if you didnt already.

To get that exact body I'd say about a year or so, depending on your base. I started with 140 @ 6'0" and now I'm 168. Not quite there but it's definitely achievable. He isn't really that built in that pic, it's all definition.

would it be harder to go from skinny to that or from fat to that?not super fat but like 30 pounds overweight in overall bad shape, the skinny guy is in bad shape too,but can fit through smaller spaces the the other guy.

Easier to build up from skinny WRT that specific body type. Fat guys tend to do OMG JACKED better, depending on their frames.

Depends how skinny, but a year or less I'd agree with, if the person is dedicated.
