So after lurking for a bit, and being pointed at some good resources, I still have a few questions.It seems generally agreed upon that the best way to lose weight/get in shape is to set a 4-500 Calorie deficit and set your goals for long term instead of short term. This is all fine and well..but does anyone have some resources on what kind of foods generally contain how many calories, and what type of exercise burns a general amount of calories? I saw a link posted to a free daily planner thing, but lost it.Any halp is appreciated.
