I come with many questions, /fit/.What is sweat, exactly? I hear mixed things about it. Is it fat being worked off or water being lost? What's the difference between sweating while in, say, a sauna, and sweating while actually working out?I ask because I'm looking to lower my body fat percentage.Also, I have a friend that sweats like a pig from barely doing anything, and he is only 4% body fat.P.S.
