Wikipedia lists the following as causes of rectal prolapse: "Rectal prolapse is often associated with the following conditions: advanced age, long term constipation, long term diarrhea, long term straining during defecation, pregnancy and stresses of childbirth, previous surgery, cystic fibrosis, COPD, multiple sclerosis, paralysis, anal sex, and other sexual activities involving the anus and the exploration thereof."
Squatting or deadlifting do not fit under any of those.
