I know everyone says freeweights are better but all i have access to is a multigym. I've seen some noticeable gains on the things i do; for example my 1RM on the pec dec is 110kgs. I only weigh 57kgs my self so i find it hard on the lat pull down.

tl;dr Does anyone else find it hard to lift more than their own bodyweight on a lat pulldown?
