Anon here. Overall I'm pretty fit, with a big exception. My thighs and ass area (Quads, harmstrings, gluteus) are.. well, FAT.
I go to the GYM 3-4 times weekly, run daily for half and hour and sometimes ride my bicycle for about an hour when I have the extra time. Proper diet.

Is this genetic or can /fit/ suggest me a good way to reduce that area? I don't want to bulk up much "down there" since I'd like to fit easily in some tighter pants AGAIN.

Also, the idea of tight pants is to make skinny chicks asses look full and round. Girls with nice backsides can wear regular jeans and achieve the same effect.

from what you say, it's genetic or you have an office job. sitting on your ass for 8 hours a day aint gonna be balanced off by 3-4 gym session a week.
if you want to fix it, you gonna have to get on the squat rack. get some one who knows what there doing to show you what to do and spot you. you might not get rid of the extra, but you might harden it up and make it less jiggly.
