I fucking live on unsweetened soy milk. I mean I have 2 bowls of it for breakfast when I eat my fiber1 and kashi protein cereal, plus I'll have at least 12oz more of it when I take my protein shake everyday. I consider myself a pretty fit dude, trying to lose that stubborn last couple pounds of stomach fat and am constantly training for boxing and/or lifting. I'm kind of lactose intolerant so I moved to soy but just found out that soy's got a chemical that replicates estrogen. Do you think drinking a shit load of this stuff of day could be fucking up my libido/hormones/gains in the gym?
