Is there any way to work on getting fat off your face especially? I'm not in desparate need of this or anything, I've been losing weight and getting into shape steadily now and looking fine I guess, but I'm just curious since my facial structure is starting to show a bit more now and I started to think about it.

Pic related, possibly?

Not OP here. I have a hanging gut from my fatty times, and it didn't go away or even visibly decrease even when I got to 135 pounds, which is 20 less than my ideal weight. I'm cursed with this gut for life, aren't I?

That's excess flesh isn't it?

Uhh, that's probably just excess skin. Work out, and your muscle will pull it tight. Or just get a tummy tuck.

Yeah, that was the party line for a long time, but recent scientific studies seem to indicate that targeted weight loss is possible with 30-40 minutes of exercise concentrated on the nearest and largest muscle groups. Its been reported in a few journals and Muscle and Fitness.

They think its chemicals released from the muscle stimulating the nearby fat cells.

Makes sense in a few ways, considering how relatively active 'fat' people will often have lower numbers of fat deposits in their legs than sedentary fat people.

I don't think it's just skin because I wasn't that fat. Max I've weighed was 205 at 5'11'. Fifty pounds above my ideal weight were enough to qualify me as obese, tho I don't think it should leave so much skin. Then again, I could be wrong.
