Oh hai, I'm a fatty and I know shit about exercise.
I have a huge ghetto booty and the muffin top, that's my main thing. What would be best for me?

I generally try to eat healthy... fruits, bagels, salads, and a shitload of water every day (I work all day on my feet outdoors, so I kind of need it). What would an ideal meal plan for a day look like?

Oh, I'm 5'8" and 160 pounds. I never seem to gain or lose weight at all, I've been the same weight for months on end.

Diets are composed by keep track of the calories your fat ass is inhaling, not whether those calories are fat. You can even become a lardass by eating only cottage cheese and tunafish, if you don't count calories.

Bagels are not healthy, salad with dressing on it is not healthy. Fruits, veggies, lean meats, water, is all good for you.

A good meal plan would be:

Breakfast
Fat-free or low-fat yogurt w/fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, the like)
An apple with a little bit of peanut butter
A bowl of low-sugar, low-carb, low-fat cereal (with fat-free or low-fat milk)
Eggs

Lunch:
Salad, no dressing, you can either put moar fruits or you can do what i do and cut up little pieces of turkey or chicken (preferably grilled) in it to make it appeasing.
Turkey sandwich on whole-grain bread/pita or you can wrap it in lettuce
Apple, or banana

Dinner
Veggies with any kind of lean meat (Salmon, chicken, turkey, the like)

Stay away from shitty food, fast food and junkfood. Take up something like running/swimming and do some squatz.

eat 3 to 5 small meals daily (400 to 500 calories each)
and jog for at least 20 minutes a time
at LEAST 3 times a week
oh and dont eat anything around the time that you go to sleep

it will take time to lose weight but its the healthy way to do it

it's ok. you can work on that if you do enough squats and exercise. but not every body type is the same!

to answer your question, just beef up on protein, avoid processed/frozen foods, switch the bagels for wheat bread or even english muffins (wheat) and keep at it.

try not going under 1100 calories a day because you'll just be hindering your progress. too many fatties (and dumb skinny broads) make the dumb mistake of 'starving themselves/fad dieting and exercising for 5 hrs at the gym and never end up losing weight/tone up properly.

your body needs fuel. put the right foods in and you'll see results.

it's not bad. eating it is fine, just do it in moderation. most salad dressings are packed with sugar, fat, and have no real 'healthy' value. the fat free ones are just as gross too.

plus, most people tend to drown their salads in dressing and that's where it gets bad...

i usually just use a bit of balsamic vinaigrette (made by meee) and black pepper. much tastier than any of that wishbone/kraft crap.

Then, like I said, use some 1cal italian dressing spray or, what you can do also, is get some of the dressing, put it in a small cup and instead of pouring it all over your salad, dip your fork in it only slightly and then proceed to eat salad. That way you get the taste but not the excessive amount of bullshit calories/fats.
