/fit/, I just had my first vanilla protein drink ever today with water (mega whey vanilla, 1.5 scoops - 20g protein vs. normal serving size of 3 scoops)AND IT WAS FUCKING GROSS. Is there anything I can do to make this taste any better? Would it be better to mix it with orange juice or something? I don't like milk at all too.

first of all the average american does not get enough protein. unless you think 100g is enough for someone lifting weights. i get around 250g per day @ 180lbs.

I want to buy some whey protein (picture related).
Only thing that has been stopping me so far, is that I don't have a blender. It's annoying though because waking up early enough to make some eggs and bacon and vegetables (even though it doesn't take that long) still takes a while (also because of clean up).
Does anyone here use this whey without a blender?
Could I just mix it with milk the night before and put it in a container in the refrig and in the morning just grab it and a banana for breakfast or for a decent meal?
Also, is there any already made whey protein shake stuff for sell? That would be awesome if there was premade whey protein shake I could buy that already was like whey blended with banana, strawberry, and milk.

Mixing whey with milk defeats the purpose of whey protein's fast digestability, when mixed with milk, the casein coagulates any fast digestion in the stomach causing whey to be digested in 4-5 hours instead of 1-2.

sorry dude, you got ripped off. most of the wheys i've used are one 29g scoop per 8-12 oz of fluid to get 20-25 g of protein and are entirely drinkable with only one brand tasting like absolute ass (designer whey, i'm looking at you).
