A question as well, when doing pushups do you push your pelvis forward.. I'm starting to think my ass is sticking out when doing them but pushing my pelvis forward seemed odd.

I'm only 120 lbs and 5"11, and an ectomorph. If I do fast, not fist length I can do atleast 120 but that's cheating ;_;

I have a vietnamese friend who can do like 85, but he's skinny as hell and short.

If only you had sex you'd know that you use your legs more than your arms for thrusting, while your arms are just stabilizers while you're on top. You can also lock your arms and not have to worry about them being tired. Other than that you just change position to doggie or you getting on bottom and making her do a bit of work.

Do them slower so you have time to breathe, trying to speed them is what causes that I bet. It's hard to breathe regularly while going up and down too fast but when you have a good pace it gives you plenty of time to breathe.

A suggestion is to count out loud to force breath out when going up (exhale)

Really? Maybe my skinfold calipers (accu-measure) are shitty. I'd like to have an accurate reading, but I don't necessarily care enough to find a pro and pay him to do a proper skinfold test.

BTW, I don't do pushups as a workout. In fact, for the past 6-7 months I've only had this utterly strange bench press machine (it felt like it was forcing bad form). About a month ago it pissed me off enough to just use a dumbbell set, though. And like I said, pushups were TONS easier just now than they have been in the recent past.

But part of the problem is my actual bones. im ok height for a guy, but my bones are ridiculously thin. it's a family thing, my sis is even worse. I orignally intended in a row, but if you stop midway for like 5 seconds and break the pattern then it doesn't count.

I'm mainly doing this to build up endurance, and since last week I'm doing 300 a night, like 6 sets of 50 and like 10 minute breaks.
