hey /fit/

im 5'11 133 lbs. Last winter i lost about 15 lbs from constant illness and lack of activity and Im now finally trying to put some more weight back on.

I've been doing bench presses, curls, tricep extensions, weighted sit-ups, and standing calf-raises along with quite a bit of running. However, I am lacking a workout for my back.

I was wondering if /fit/ had any suggestions for back workouts. Any tips would be great, especially if someone could recommend a good bodyweight exercise for the back

first things first: OP, you're a skinny fuck.

you can do some dorsals, wide grip pullups and deadlifts (with a sandbag or something gay like that b/c you probably "don't have access to a gym," "don't want to get too big," or any number of bs excuses) you can do some actual exercises that'll do shit for you instead of wasting your time if you want to gain a bit of weight.

OP here, and what would these actual exercises be?
