Sup /fit/

I am 30-ish pounds overweight.

I need to get into the best shape of my life in under two years.

Can I get some advice? I've been jogging a little bit, riding about 2 miles on my bike 3 days a week, and taking a kickboxing class 2 days a week, I'm not seeing very good results.

3 square a day, usually eggs for breakfast and something with meat in it for dinner. Do you think that's the problem?

You'll learn to plan your own workouts, but that's a very light, easy one to start with that'll give you weight loss and muscle endurance. Even if you want to die for a little while.

I'll start keeping track of what I eat, to make sure I'm not doing that. Thanks for the advice.

Eat low calorie but dense foods with nutrients. Like broccoli and spinach.

And kickboxing gains depend on how your instructor is. Some may place more emphasis on conditioning, some may not.

IE: For a tough barking asshole, my Judo instructor sure goes easy on the cardio before techniques and sparring. My kickboxing instructor, on the other hand, is a failure as a human being but pushes everyone to the limit every day in the cardio portion. Newfags are too worn out to participate in the rest of the class.

again, set yourself a goal on your bike or something. A 30km ride in an hour 20 or so.

In my opinion sprints are the most underrated exercise when it comes to fat loss. I had a way better physique when I was doing 10 100m sprints 3 times a week than when I was logging 25 miles a week.
