Just want to know if there are any flaws in my plan Anonymous
Okay, so I'm a girl who is starting a workout plan as of tomorrow (work fucked me up on starting today)

5'2", 180 lbs. (yes, i know, whale)

d cups and large hips/thighs (only mentioning because in all my weight gain/loss these two areas have never changed so i figure it's not going to change much no matter what)

according to thedailyplate, my calorie intake pre-diet is:
which means I'm going to reduce it to probably 2000 cal.

small meals every 3 hours (7am,10am,1pm,4pm,7pm) of non-shitty food (fruit, salad, tuna, etc.)

in terms of exercise I plan on running/jogging (depending on how much I can take) every morning for an hour. then come back home and do an hour to two hours of cardio (work starts 9 or 10 for me and I can't quite take HIIT yet)
every other day and have a friend who is teaching me about lifting on the day's I'm not doing cardio. If I can get my bike soon I plan on biking after work as well.

I just want to know, if my goal is mostly weight loss, am I going in the right direction?

Too many meals in my opinion. Also your planned calorie intake is too high. Yes, although this is the 'RDA', it isn't an RDA for a weight loss peroid. You need to cut that down to 3 small meals everyday, and get some chewing gum, celery, cucumber etc.etc. to snack on throughout the whole day. If you do this AND do as much exercise as you plan to then you will begin losing weight at a comfortable speed.

HIIT, as long as you work on your whole body, will not only burn even more calories/fat, it will of course Tone your body which will likely help your Breast, Hip and Thigh shape in your favour.

The motiation idea is great if it does actually work. However i'm sure that if you made it a drawback (e.g. no sex) then it would motivate you even more.

I work out with my boyfriend and some of his friends. Its nice to work out in groups but I like going to the gym at 6am before work by myself because I can concentrate better. Personally I think that if you eat well and exercise you will lose weight. Diet is 80% of the work though, its a lot easier to just not eat the candy bar or whatever than to "work it off" at the gym. Good luck girl, you can do it and never give up :)

somewhat of an unenjoybale motivator though

I don't know what you were doing before hand but keep it realistic. If you're used to eating 4000 a day and then drop to 2000 you're body won't appreciate it and it will end up working against you. Go into it slowly, don't just jump in.

ahaha op you make me laugh, I told my bf that we shouldnt have sex until we both lose 5 lbs and all he said was "are you tired of me?" he looked so sad I told him we could make it 3 lbs and he was like "no Im not going to bargin!" it made me laugh

i would say dont worry about lifting as its counterproductive. focus on the cardio for a while, get to a weight youre comfortable with, then go from there

that's a pretty good routine.
