/fit/? My Ass! Anonymous
/fit/, I have a bit of an issue.

22 male here, 195 pounds, 6'2. I have shed over 200 pounds in the past 2 years, and I've got a rather nice body as a result, except for one itsy bitsy problem.

My ass is huge. I'm talking ghetto booty here, as a matter of fact, I've got a whole problem with my lower back and ass being gigantic fat reservoirs. I've been running and etc. Doing strength training and weights, and eating pretty healthy except for a few little stints now and then (Meaning every couple months if someone has a party or something, I will eat a piece of cake). I don't drink soda, blah blah. In b4 SQUATZ. I do those.

For most of my life, and continued in a sense, I've been a gaming addict, sitting down a lot, could this have anything to do with it? Or am I just cursed with (pardon the pun) bad ass genetics? (*groan*).

Halp me /fit/ anon, in return, a nice gay animu butt.

I'd like to help you out anon but, I don't have a fucking clue. The only thing I can think of is maybe its genetic? Anybody else in your family with a whole lotta junk in da trunk?

>>30029

Yeah, my dad has a big butt too, it seems most of the men in my family have big midsections, like, even if we're completely skinny, its like we've got man-hips.

I'm sure if I were a trap this would be a godsend.

200lbs? That's absolutely amazing and very inspiring!

How did your body react to the weight loss if you don't mind me asking? Any stretch marks? Loose skin? Or did it all work out well?

As for the ass stuff...have you tried leg curling and all that stuff? Normal bum toning exercises?

Only thing I can think of is, when you do squats, also do lunges, deadlifts, and keystone deadlifts.

Keystone deadlifts target your inner thighs and gluts.

I've got stretch marks, and some loose skin, but it'll work out eventually.

And a big ass. Don't forget that.

>>30039

I'll try the keystones, see if they do anything. I already do the other stuff. Thanks Anon.

More cardio, doing specific lifting exercises only build the muscle in that area. You CANNOT target where fat will come off, it will come as your body determines it should come off.

I lost 50 lbs and was in a similar situation as OP. I fix'd that shit with kettlebell swings. In like two months I would look at my ass in the mirror and get half an erection.

what's the difference between keystone deads and romanian deads?

you're in goog shave but you have too much glutes built up from hauling around your 400lbs body so long. to lose it you're going to have to not exercise it for a while. vidya gamez and porn and eat very very few calories, as you wont be burning many.

Wait, so my ass and thighs and stuff are huge because they've built up from hauling 400 pounds for so many years?

Fuck. That actually makes me feel better. Thanks anon with horrible English skills!
>> Anonymous
why are you complaining about this? ugh
>> Anonymous
It's probably loose skin.

Because he was confused about wether his gigantic ass was just a gigantic fat ass, or a gigantic fat muscular ass. See, the second one is better. If you lurked moar on /fit/ you'd know that.
>> ELBOW GUY
you probably have ASS muscles Built for a heavier you. SO now that you are thinner, you still have GOLIATH Muscles.
>> Anonymous
increase the size of your legs and back and it'll look normal
>> Anonymous
squats. They'll strengthen your back and your glutes. Start with just the bar and have someone who knows what's doing help you with your technique. Gradually increase the weight as you progress. At the same time you can do leg press, which doesn't require the same coordination and won't strain your back.

squats are king.

good day anon,

I have the very same problem, fat giant ass. Although the rest is nicely shaped.
(When I do Parkour and want to underbar a small gap, it is most likely that I will get stuck with my ass than with anything else...)

I was told that one cannot do anything in particular for the ass, you can only continue what you are doing; lose body fat slowly but steadily. Also, build up the gluteus (ass muscles). Mine are okay now, when I flex them I can actually feel them under my fat, finally xD makes the ass less like a big pot of jelly and more like an actual ass.

btw I'm training for 3 years, not been particularly fat, but I had my reservoirs. It's getting better with time, just continue working out and be patient.

OP Here.

Thanks again everyone, I certainly feel a lot better now then I did when I posted the thread. I've posted a couple questions on this board and they've always been answered, so I'm glad this one got answered too. I already do squats and leg press, as well as leg extensions, reverse hypers and running as well as the calve press (Just started doing my reps with the whole stack, 300 lbs., its fun, the burn is nice.) So I guess in the end I just need to stick with what I'm doing, maybe add more squats, and do them on off-time too.

Thanks so much, anon. I love you.
