Judo newbie here...

Yeah, just started taking it. What can I do outside of Judo class (and inside the gym) that can increase

1.) My endurance/cardio
2.) My strength (specifically my waist, chest and arms?)

The 'gentle way' isn't really that gentle at all.

You can do the usual stuff that increases endurance and strength, there isn't some unique routine for your shitty martial art.

wait, what? you can do everything inside a gym and in class. if you need more endurance/cardio, or strength.. you're not training hard enough in the gym. seriously.

i won regionals in wresting during highschool a 5 years ago training out of my garage. just work harder. thats it.
