so ive been contemplating going vegetarian. i haven't eaten meat for a day. is it worth it?

also, what are the benefits and how do i maintain health? im no means a picky eater
with vegs and stuff, ill eat most anything.

yes, meat is worth it. It contains some things that you can't get otherwise, except for supplementing.
Such as some essential amino-acids, iron and fats.
Going vegan is ok, but you should know what you need to supplement.
For me it's not an option, can't go without meat.

I've been vegan for about a week and a half now, I feel great and have a lot more energy. I'm having a lot of nuts and i'm taking a few supplements to make up for the stuff I don't have figured out.
