The only serious reply you will get, so listen up:
You cant remove fat from specific areas, fat will burn off the body equally in all areas - so all you can do to make your abs more visable is to lower your overall body fat percentage. Doing sit ups and crunches will of course help because they will make those muscles bigger and therefore more visable, but its bodyfat that makes the difference.
So either eat less or excercise more.
