Hey /fit/. It's my birthday (or at least it was, until 58 minutes ago). I'm 24. I just had a bad night tho'. I went out and had fun with friends and my g/f, but there's something wrong. My g/f has Grave's Disease (also known as hyper-thyroid disease). She's been in a funk for about a week now. Not wanting physical love, and not being kinda emotionally distant. It's really hard. We've been dating for two months, and I like her. She has two kids that are good. She's a good mom. Still, it's hard to shrug off her being a different person all of a sudden.

Should I try and stick it out? It's difficult, but I'm a big boy, and have had worse before. Nothing worthwhile is easy, right?

Anyone else's thoughts?

Oh, and pic related...on a very slim tangent.

Hey just to cheer you up a bit
It was my friends birthday yesterday (Well two days ago) and he lost 5 Grand in Atlantic City shortly after throwing up profusely almost the entire evening.

Stick it out man.
If the problem persists for longer, and i mean longer enough for you to be seriously concerned, then rethink.

But for now, let it slide and see what happens. She could be well worth the wait.

Well then, at least I had a better day than he did...especially because I make like 15k a year. Maybe I'd rather be in the position to lose that much money on my birthday.

Also, I meant "being emotionally distant". Not the double-negative I used.

Haha, yea, I read it how it was intended the first time through, somehow.
