What are some of your diets like? I'm a huge fatass trying to lose some weight and would like to eat much healthier, but I don't really where to start...My past diet is a little hazy; I never really keep track of what I shovel into my fat face. If I see it and it looks good, I take it to my room and eat it while watching television. I guess a typical day for me would be Honey Nut Cheerios and 2% for breakfast, two ham and cheese sandwiches on Wonderbread with mayo later on, uh some microwavable popcorn, a Cup Noodles and whatever my mom brings home or cooks (she hardly brings anything) Mac n Cheese if she doesn't. Also, LOTS of soda, I can sometimes down an entire 2 liter bottle in a day.As you can see, horrible, horrible diet. I tried to start eating healthy yesterday. Had a breakfast of 2% and Special K for breakfast, a handful of grapes a little after that, a turkey and swiss cheese sandwich on Italian bread with a small amount of mayonaise, some more grapes and a cup of rice with some peas. No soda at all, lots of water.It isn't much better and I want to improve. What should I buy next time I go to market? And how many calories should I aim to eat? I weigh almost 280 pounds (huge fucking horrendous fatass, I know) and would like to lose A LOT of it, I guess 80 pounds for now.
