I am ashamed, /fit/.
I did two sets of 5 of 145lbs. On the third set i sank in the power rack and the two bars at my side stopped the bar. I was like 'fuck.'

So i removed 5lbs from each side (10lbs!) and i did 4 more sets. I didn't sleep/eat well probably. Anyway, what do you do to make you RAAAAGE when you have to get the weight back up? Getting down is easy, but getting up makes my legs shake and my body cry.

inb4 145 is not much, pussy.

Pic somewhat related: i googled 'cry' and this came up.

it happens. this whole week has been rough for me energy/sleep wise.

best way to get up is to stay the fuck under the bar and GET THE FUCK UP

somewhere inside you always have enough to finish that last rep... but you should know when to say when before you start another one.

I don't get emotional at all with workout.
I calculate, plan and don't push myself over limits.
Steady and slow, sometimes a step back, but always gaining a bit.

You do the fucking exercise. Seriously, most of the point is bringing it back up...
