So /fit./ I saw the thread about the ideal body type, and it got me thinking about how much of it is really up to an individual. How much of it is genetics, and how much of it is workout. What do you think is the biggest contributing factor, to looking a particular way, whether it be extremely lean, or big and bulky? Sorry if I'm completely off on this, but I thought I'd ask. Thanks guys

Op here, I forgot to mention diet. Thanks for mentioning it. Also, I meant to touch upon the feasibility of a fitness goal. If someone has the body type of Fedor ( In my case, the reason he is my goal,) is it important not to look towards the Tyler Durden type of body as an end goal? Could this be counterproductive as one will never be able to reach something like that If their body type doesn't allow it? Thanks

Fedor Emilianenko's ideal for overall destruction. Best fighter out there.

For morale purposes, ignore genes and consider 100% of it as willpower and drive. Better than being a fatass who complains instead of actually doing shit.

Pic related, Fedor in an interview claimed he works harder than his brother Aleksander but Aleksander is more talented. And obviously he's the better fighter.
