I'd really never thought I would have to make this thread
bowflex, your thoughts?
does it substitute freeweights and build stabilizer?

>I have a gym membership and am veerry cinical of bowflex, working out at home destroys the workout environment you get at a gym, but the thing costs the same as a year membership anyways, so what the hell.
my parents want to get one
anyways.

whoa that was fast
im really not trolling, im trying to find what reasons not to get one to tell my parents about it.
trolling would be me telling you that I am getting one and that they're fucking awesome.

they're shit. resistance is very low at the beginning of a motion and only adequate when you reach the end of it, thus you're only training the peaks of your movement and not the full range.
