/fit/ i work out 2-2.5 hours 3x a week, but each time i do the same full body workout. someone told me this is bad. are they right?

Yes you need to increase the weight.

Its not "very" bad because you're still exercising and not sitting on your ass for 2 to 2 1/2. You will still burn calories

No not really.

I suggest you change it up a bit.

Monday- Back & related.(when ever you do back exercises, your biceps work as well.)
Tuesday- Chest & related (when ever you do chest exercises, your triceps works.)
Wednesday- Legs and core.

Google Reg Park 5x5. He used the same three hour workout three times a week and it didn't do him harm.

there's nothing really wrong with it, but you should do different exercises, try making an A workout and a B workout (like in the beginner's strength training 5x5 program) and then a C workout for when you want to mix it up even more. In A you should have different exercises in B, but they can still work the same muscle. This will help because eventually your body will tire from doing the same thing over and over again (I.e you do SQUATZ on monday and wednesday, but by friday you'll probably want nothing to do with them)
