I only browse like one or two topics a day on /fit/ to see if they are relevant to my interests (dieting,and exercise for loosing weight, don't really look at the muscle stuff or vitamin stuff really - in b4 WELL YOU SHOULD FATTY).
I just hear on the internets that WiiFit is "good" (yeah, waving your arms on a scale is not upto the HARDCORZ workouts you guys do, shit, all I do is DDR; I can do +10 on Standard, only around 7, 8 on Heavy). Just interested in the yoga stuff... and a weeeeee bit of the strength stuff (in b4 - I THOUGHT U SAID YOU DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT MUSCLES FATTY).
Its not like O HAY I GOT WIIFIT LEMME WAGGLE SUM AND I LOOSE WEIGHT AMIRITE (I have played the Step and Rhythm Boxing, a joke compared to a single jog around the block). Just wondering if the game has any merits whatsoever. Thanx.
