looks good, only modification I'd make is moving shoulders to monday and adding traps on friday. also, isn't the 30 minutes of cardio useless if you're doing HIIT?

>>173607if you're going for fat loss, yes, that does sound like a good idea. if you're looking to bulk, cut all HIIT/cardio from your program.
