i you want to ask these type of questions go to the bodybuilding.com forums first, not /fit/

but i'll tell you the two best supplements i've ever used are size-on and hypershock

if you've never used anything before try good old creatine monohydrate, tons of research done on it so its one of the few supps thats both proven to work and to be mostly safe. with otherstuff it requires a lot of research and experimentation on your part.

oh, and if you havent been doing serious training for at least 2 years, forget the supplements cause you arnt ready for em yet.

I took creatine for the longest time. All it did was give me cramps unless I was downing shit tons of watered down gatorade. It's not worth the extra trouble.
