I have a few questions for you

1.) What's the best way to train abs? Most of the articles or advice that I hear says to train them three or four times a week. Why should you train them differently from other muscles?

2.) Is it possible to get huge without the use of steroids? If not, how big is it possible to get?

I never used to have abs. I started doing sit ups with my gym workouts. First it was 3 sets of 20, then after a month it was 3 sets of 30, then it was 3 sets of 40, now its 3 sets of 50. So I do 150 sit-ups every time I go to the gym now and I definitely developed abs because of it.

All of these were done with a 30 degree incline.

also dude, if you want abs that show when you're relaxed, you need to do weighted ab training as well as normal.

Personally, I do something I like to call weighted swiss ball leg ups. I grab on the the squat cage, lie on a swiss ball, grab a medicine ball with my legs and then leg up and down. It's pretty damn hard and if you do em slow with only your abs, its amazing.

1) Train them like you would train any muscle group. Weighted situps, cable crunches and all that shit.

2) You can't get as big without steroids as you would get using them, but you can get pretty huge. It's normal when you hit a plateau, it doesn't mean you have stopped growing forever.
