I thought there was a sticky that had information about this but I guess not. I'm a male that weighs 190 and is 5'9" tall, I've been running four miles a day for the past couple weeks. How many calories should I be taking in and how many grams of fat?

Hurr that's what I'm trying to do but I need to figure out how much I should be eating. I want to lose 50 pounds in around 1-2 years.

Your body is unique and although it uses the same systems and has the same processes we can't tell you what to do for YOU. You'll have to gauge the intensity of the exercise and how your body reacts (hungry much?) and then decide on an appropriate diet for your goals.

My opinion on the matter is man wasn't meant to count calories. Eat what is most natural and unprocessed and don't stuff yourself. Drink water.

Something like 2000Calories a day

(Protip: 1 McFeast Meal at McDonald's = 1000 Calories)

Thanks, that was the problem though, I always seemed to eat too much. I've been drinking a lot more water. (Sam's Choice Flavored Water, 0 calories) I should probably just eat the same amount as I was but get healthier foods.
