Can of tuna, can of tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, sliced red/yellow peppers, use spices for your own variation. Fire it in a pan, bring to the boil, let it simmer for 30 mins and add water if it is drying out. Serve with a big plate of vegetables of your own choice.
Skinless chicken breast steamed for 40 mins seasoned to taste, serve with a big plate of vegetables.
