Looking for some pointers on diet for someone trying to start putting on weight.

18 y/o, have had an semi healthy diet most of my life and have had the same body, thin and very toned. I can eat almost anything without any change in body type.

Need some tips on what to cut out, what food types to start focusing on, if there are any links where I can get in depth information.

The actual training is no problem as the old man is a long time body builder, however his dietary expertise is what I am not so confident in.
