>>122601 well its basically the exact same contraction as when you're stopping your pee, just without the pee. try it right now, you should feel the centre of your scrotum move slightly towards your balls. your asshole will probably tighten too, this is not necessary. tighten your scrote-muscle fifty times then try to hold it contracted for ten sets of five seconds, then do fifty rapid contractions again, then try for 5 sets of 10 second contractions. once you get good at doing this, try it while bating do this as often as you like, obviously the more often you perform a movement, the more efficient your body becomes at performing it so do it lots when you're bored, or you could try get into the routine of doing the above sets and reps every morning, afternoon and night. depends on your commitment really. i did those sets every day for like a month, now i do it maybe once or twice a week. my orgasms are amazing, and girls are always intrigued when you tell them you can orgasm without coming. haven't got that down to an exact art yet though. have fun.
