I can't even do one simple push-up. But if I can't do one, how do I train to make one? I just made a goal for myself to be able to make 10 push-ups before the next year and need to start training.

Get in the top position of the push-up and hold it as long as possible. Once you can do a minute, start lowering your body as slowly as possible to the ground. Try to push-up, if you can't, that's fine. Just get back up into the top position and do that again.

Instead of your feet, use your knees.

It works to practice doing that then move on to 'real' push ups

Both awesome! Thanks.

Also, I read noticed how you guys always talks about squats, so I guess it's really good training. How do I make a squat? English isn't my native language so I may already know what it is. I just want to make sure that it's the same thing I think of and I'm doing it right.
