Simple question PetBot
Running on the day after weight training my legs/butt/hips

Good or bad idea?

My legs are sore from yesterday, and I figured that running isn't really strength training or anything. I don't know, what does /fit/ think?

As long as your not doing sprints you should be fine. It's good to get the blood pumping when your sore. Just take it easy and don't push your legs,

you should be ok. this will delay the healing process by like a day though. just don't run or squat again until monday.

I used to do legs on thursdays and pt on fridays when I was in The Corps. the only problem I ever had was being sore for an extra day.
