Only my top abdominal muscle is visible before it melts into fat, and my BMI is a 22.3, so I'm not even close to underweight or skinny. I don't look too fat in clothes, but once I'm undressed I look pretty damn chubby and I've been more than ready to do something about it for a while. As I said, I am in the business of fat loss, not bulking muscle.
