I'm surprised this hasn't been mentioned yet. In fact, I'm quite fucking appalled that it hasn't been mentioned yet. I guess I'll be the first to say it:
W R E S T L I N G. Greco-roman wrestling, submission wrestling, etc. Those sports get you in shape QUICK and you become extremely powerful in record time. Extremely competitive Brazilian Jiujitsu and Judo can also do the same. If you want proof, check out the picture or view these links:

Those guys are built like tanks and most(if not all) of them can control their bodies with amazing virtuosity.
By the way, that's Ricardo Arona. The guy's a fucking beast and he's undefeated in submission wrestling.
