if i got home from school today and slept 8 hours and woke up around 12, should i still try to sleep tonight or just chill and wait for tm to come?
Just a random question or are you physically active, sticking to a diet and exercise plan?The best thing for me is to take a couple tylenol PMs (I have k-pins) and try to sleep, get up 2-3 hours earlier than you normally would and stay up til your normal time tomorrow night.

One day of random sleep isn't gonna hurt anything really, as long as it doesn't throw you off for the rest of the month.
stay awake until 3 hours (or any multiple of 90 minutes) before the time you intend to wake up, sleep again and get 2 cycles in so you're not fuxed the next day.
