mon-wednes-fri:
100 pushup program
100 crunches
10 sets of 20 squats


tues-thurs:
7 sets of 10 curls
7 sets of 10 lateral curls
7 sets of 10 front lateral curls
20 minutes of cardio on treadmill

What the hell are "lateral curls" and "front lateral curls"? A row? A pec fly?

You need more compound exercises. Do bench presses, overhead presses, and deadlifts.

And lower the volume of squats you do. I've heard some good things about 20 rep squat sets, but I'd much rather do 5 rep sets.
