1.) lurk more, your questions are constantly asked and answered. 2.) Fix your diet, a great diet is more important then a great workout, and I promise yours isn't good enough. 3.) Do weighted curls, captain's chair, oblique crunches, bicycle curls. 4.) You have abs, you can't see them because of the fat. You need to focus more on cardio then weight training, look up HIIT, and do it four times a week and you'll be well on your way.
