If I had to go on a reduced diet, I'd eat:
-2 little oatmeal packs at 8am and then another at 10am (sustained energy). -2 servings of fruit salad for lunch. -Sensible dinner.
All the while, I'd snack on fruits or veggies with a little lemon juice on them when I need a pick-me-up between meals.
Also, I wouldn't rely on dietchange too much (or much at all). That shit still needs to be burned off SO STAY CTIVE AT LEAST 60 MINUTES A DAY.
