Fat Loss+Muscle Gain Anonymous
After nearly a year of sitting on my ass, I've become overweight and weak. My plan as of now is to do Stronglifts 5x5 3 times a week until I hit around 1.5x BW squats and 1.2x BW Bench. Right now I'm eating quite a bit to get more muscle growth. After I get there, I'll ease off weights (probably do more aux lifts) and start doing HIIT with dieting and jogging. Will this work? Is there another, more efficient way of doing this?

Im in the same boat ive gotten fat i think its just from sitting around ive started p90X this is my second week and i im feeling a lot better.

I always see P90X commercials and I've always wondered if it really worked. Post pics of before and after if you don't mind.

I've recently gotten a membership to Planet Fitness. I plan on my weight from 200, down to roughly 150-160. About how long should this process take? I run at least a mile everyday, and do a lot of exercise.

Planet Fitness is pretty fail. Good luck trying to do any of the workouts prescribed on /fit/, many forms of weightlifting are banned there.
