I am female and though my BMI is only 18.5, I have very unsightly legs. Cellulite on the backs of my thighs, dull pale skin, bruises, and dark, visible hair follicles are only some of my problems.

The shape of my legs is good, but I can't wear shorts in public anyway because they (my legs, not the shorts) look like they belong to a particularly slender corpse. It's winter now so that doesn't matter much, but it gets hot here in the summer and full-length pants present a problem.

tl;dr, is there something I can do to make the shitty skin on my legs look better?
