Sup /fit/!? How are you tonight?I'm going to the gym tomorrow morning for the first time in many many months (READ: Forever).Any advice on how to work out? I'm looking to tone my core, maybe add a little muscle on my arms, get rid of my bitch tits, and get ready for the navy. I'm starting a running routine as soon as it gets warm (I'm in southwestern PA, and I'm freezing my ass off), but I have no idea what I should be doing as far as lifting is concerned.
