I make my own at home. I buy the Tso sauce at the store. Yes, it contains some ill shit, but you have to treat yourself now and then to keep your sanity. I use all white chicken meat, cut into chunks, coat with egg, batter with whole wheat flour, fry up in that healthy "omega"-whatever oil, and cover LIGHTLY with the sauce. DELICIOUS! Serve with steamed broccoli and cauliflower, no rice.
