I hope that there are still some lifters on /fit/ after a surge of fat-loss posts, because this question is to you.

I have quite narrow shoulders and fairly small frame. Meaning most of my strength lays in my arms and back. My delts have grown, but are lagging noticably behind the rest of my body. Military press is always dominated by my arms. Triceps? Great. Delts? Not so. Proportionally, they also seem small compared to the trapezius, which is strange as the delts are normally hit together in most exercises.

Strength wise, I wouldn't say they're terribly weaker, but it's noticable to me. Aesthetically, my shoulders seem to slope as though there's something missing. It could simply be my build, but there must be ways to compensate.

What am I doing wrong, /fit/? How can I correct this?

Up Right barbell rows
Standing overhead presses
Arnold presses
Dumbbell lateral raises

First thing is posture. I had a U-shaped forward leaning posture that made things worse. Working our the rear delt's and back will fix the problem. incorporate posture exercises in your workouts

Actually, the former posters link led me to check http://www.exrx.net/Kinesiology/Posture.html#anchor3102554.

Good call. Say hello to posterior pelvic tilt and winged scapula. I didn't realise, my shape suddenly makes alot more sense to me. I'll look into the corrective exercises.
