hi /fit/I don't usually post but I could use some help and I've already tried google but I've got nothingAnyway, I'm training on the Judo team in University and some of the more experienced varsity players said I needed to train my strength and balance. I'm around 73 kg or 160 pounds. I used to be around 220 pounds 2 years ago.I'm kind of an idiot when it comes to fitness. I go to the athletes gym on campus as much as I can but I mostly just follow the regiment the trainer in my previous gym told me.Could you guys suggest any simple workout to start off with? and some advice if any.
