So after a workout? Hot or Cold shower? Some say both; some say it doesn't matter.What's your take?
I usually cool down after a workout rather than force my body to change its temperature, but i usually just have a warm shower and run my face under the cold tap to close my pores.Don't think it really matters tbh.
Medium warmth shower.
3-4 minutes hot, 2-3 minutes cold, repeat as many time as you like
warm.
