Hey /fit/,

I'm relatively healthy - I exercise enough, and my diet's fine for the most part. I used to get the occasional head rush if I stood up quickly, but they were quite rare so I just put it down to low blood pressure. But over the last week my running performance has gone to shit, and I'm getting head rushes quite a lot (about 4-5 times a day). yesterday I had to stop half way through my regular run because I got a nasty one that blurred my vision and lasted over 2 minutes.

Is there anything that could be causing this that I might have overlooked (something missing from my diet?), or is it a symptom of something else?

hydration good sir... hydration....

also make sure you're getting iron in your diet (helps blood carry oxygen more efficiently)

I should also mention that my heart has been feeling like it's beating harder over the last week - if that means anything.

Could be. I'll eat some more beef and drink more water than normal just in case.
