Hey /fit/ers, to those that lift weights/body build I have some sort of question.

Currently I lift 6 days a week on a schedule like this:
Monday - Legs
Tuesday - Chest/Abs
Wednesday - Back/forearms / HIIT
Thursday - Shoulders/Abs
Friday - Legs/ HIIT
Sat - Triceps/Biceps/abs
Sunday - Cardio / rest

what do you think, is that too much?

Legs and HIIT on the same day? That sounds like to much.

if you're just starting out, that is WAY too much. That is a pretty advanced routine. If you're an absolute begginer start with a full body routine three times a week. If you've been lifting a couple months, move on to a 3 day split and that should keep you going for at least a year.

this routine cannot be beat:

Monday : Stronglift 5x5 workout "A" (http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/)
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Stronglift 5x5 workout "B"
Thursday: Cardio
Friday: Stronglift "A"
Saturday: Cardio

switch all the A's and B's around every week
