>>168153 Muscle needs insulin to grow properly, but higher levels of insulin also make it harder to lose fat, so growing muscle and losing fat at the same time is pretty hard and not as effective as doing them separetely. I'd suggest first losing the fat to the level you desire, and then using whatever time you have left (if any) to bulk up.
