Hey /fit/

Over the last few weeks my body's been changing almost inexplicably in a relatively short time. I gave up drinking caffeine. I'm going to bed earlier and waking up when normal people wake up. I've been getting better grades in school. I've been eating less and exercising more. I've been keeping better care of my hygiene. And I even gave up masturbation. I've been going on for about two months and I really have no explanation other than I just didn't feel like doing any of the above, or I wanted to do something to improve myself more.

There was no real big preparation or intense psyching up I had to do on my part, I just almost naturally began changing my life, without any hassle, without any regrets, and without any desires to return to how I used to be.

So, I ask of you /fit/, is this my body trying to tell me that I'm about to die? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you are going to die soon.

But just to be sure, stick a gun in your mouth and make a moon roof for your skull.

You probably had a stroke and blood no longer flows properly to your brain, causing you to act like a normal happy person.

I once didn't masturbate for 6 months.

I also gained a lot of weight during that period of time.

I'm better now.

FYI, masturbation is healthy and is known to help prevent prostate (?) cancer and blockage, since it clears out the old sperm and produces new. Masturbation is also shown to help your immune system, and would you believe this, lower tension/stress?

So, masturbate damn you, MASTURBATE. Just not too often, because overdoing is just as bad as not doing it.
Google for sauce.
