'sup /fit/, needs some advice.I'm 6' or possibly 6'1", 175 lbs last I checked. Gots me a gut something fierce, which is unfortunate because I'm the kind of scarecrow skinny that makes it look even worse than it normally would. I was hitting the gym for quite a while some time ago, and I do enough that I have a decent and growing amount of muscle mass. Problem, though: I'm in college, and work, AND have other shit to do; I don't have time to hit the gym at all any more. Hell, I can only go run twice a week, instead of the standard recemmendation of EVERY DAY YOU FAT LAZY FUCK. I don'thave a lot of time for food- I estimate I get about 1500 calories daily,divided between some yogurt in the morning, maybe an apple throughout the course of a 16 hour day, and whatever the fuck I can get my hands on at night. So my metabolism sucks, obviously.tl;dr Give me tips on quick shit I can do to get in shape besides GO WORK OUT YOU LARD TUB.Pic unrelated, I don't have anything suitably /fit/.

jesus. how did you get into college? dump some protein powder and a scoop into a resealable baggie and put it into your backpack. carry around a water bottle and mix shakes in it.you're really gonna have problems if you can't make simple assumptions for yourself.
