Sit-ups Anonymous
Hi /fit/,

Don't ask me why but I really hate doing sit-ups. Not because it's physically tiring but because I find it uncomfortable.

Is there any stuff I could use to make it less uncomfortable? Some low-cost machine or whatever?

Don't lift your pelvis off the floor, if you do you're doing it wrong.

Put heavy dumbbells in your hands while doing them.

Do them until you LOVE them.

I use a rolled up towel when I do mine. (pic related)
