Hey /fit/.

I'm just wondering, is it relatively healthy to snack on Triscuits throughout the day instead of, say, potato chips and the like?

look at the nutritional information. dont just take calories and fats into consideration... look at other things like carbs, protein, minerals/vitamins if any...

i dont think triscuits have any transfats...i could be wrong...but if they dont, they're automatically better than potato chips

Too much salt. Eat boiled chicken instead.

Have a serving of them with fat free cottage cheese. It actually rounds out to about 300-400 calories; one full meal. 7 triscuits (if I recall, reduced fat ones) and 1-2 cups of ff cottage cheese.
