Fasting Anonymous
OK fit today i pigget out HARD. My body feels like shit. today was my last day bulking too.So im thinking on fasting for 2-3 days, then start a clean Cutting diet.
I want to take all the shit out of my body, detoxify it.
BUT i have a concern/question, am I going to lose muscle if i do this?

Within 10 hours of fasting all the food inside you is digested/pooped out. Fasting any more is retarded, and you wouldnt want to start cutting with a metabolism that is just downright shit for a few days after you stopped fasting for that rediculous amount of time.
