I don't know whats so wrong about some salad dressing, unless you're trying to cut out every possible calorie by not using dressing. For example creamy french dressing only has 2 grams of saturated for per 1 oz serving, the other 10 grams of fat are mono or poly unsaturated fats, and those really aren't that bad for you. The salad dressing wont kill you, it's the saturated animal fats that you should stay away from. And really, this is one reason why America got so fat. We see fats as a bad thing so we take fat out of delicious things like salad dressing, ice cream, and yogurt. And we replace those fats with CARBOHYDRATES. Next time you look at low fat yogurt, and reduced fat ice cream you will notice that alot of time they have more calories than their regular counterparts. Because to make it reduced fat with the same texture, consistency and similar flavor something has to be added. The something is sugar, and simple carbs. So go ahead and have your salad dressing. Just keep in mind "modesty" when pouring out your favorite dressing.
