basically, 3 days a week.
day 1 deadlift (5x5) Pec flyes (3 sets of 8 reps) Military press (3 sets of 8 reps)
day 2: squats (5x5) Benchpress (3 sets of 8) Dumbell rows (3 sets of 8)
day 3: Lunges (5x5) Chinups (3 sets of 8) military press (3 sets of 8)
yes, you get to do military twice!
Start eating 3,000 or more calories. make atleast 200 grams of that protein I know it seems like alot, but it's a big task you've set yourself.
