sup /fit/, I'm 18, 6' 4", and 224 lbs, with 19% body fat.I need help figuring out how much cardio I should get for weight loss. Suppose I have a good diet and lift 2 or 3 times a week; will HIIT (20 second sprint, 40 second walk/eventual jog) for 30 minutes a day be sufficient for me? Or would an hour of fast walking/eventual jogging be better for fat loss?
