TBH, I ALMOST looked like it (I didn't have man boobs while standing, but I did when I was sitting).
What I did was I just started swimming a few times (at least 3) a week.
Also, I didn't change what I ate at all. I ate smaller meals more often during the day (try for 400 calories 5-6 times a day, it'll help your metabolism). (But if all you eat it fatty foods like burgers/pizzas, you need to change it)
I've done it for 5 weeks. I've dropped 20 lbs. and it feels really great when people say, "Wow, you've lost a lot of weight."
However, it will NOT happen instantaneously. You must be determined to start exercising/eating better and KEEP WITH IT.
