So /fit/ I come to you looking for some advice on training, with cycling being my main mode of exercise. I am looking to drop weight, and have access to a gym. I'm eating much healthier than I have in months, and dropped about 15 pounds from biking 95ish miles a week. I need to start upping the distance, because my weight loss has been stagnant. Any other tips besides monitoring heart rate, and keeping cadence high?
Bike uphill.

I own a bike and use it most days, I dont see it as a very good weight loss tool.
