I idolize Bateman, he is my favorite super hero. I spent a year trying to be just like him, Robert Palmer and everything. Doing the crazy 1000 crunches though I found was worthless. I was up to 300ish at a medium speed. At 5% fat i was seeing no improvement when going from 50 to 300. Turns out 1000 crunches is more a tough cardio workout. I have better results doing sets of 10 on a decline bench w/ 50lbs going super slow. That would be the only thing that bateman mislead me on, everything else is going great. Her head looks great on a stick btw.
