OK, listen up nigger.
You will wake up, drink some coffee and water, proceed to do 20 - 40 minutes of light cardio (I recommend stationary cycling, preferably a recumbent bike), you then have OATZ made with water for breakfast.
You eat 2000 calories per day maximum, and other than after you exercise (in the morning after you exercise when you eat your oatz), you eat no carbs at all. NO FUCKING CARBS. Only shit tonnes of protein and a moderate amount of fat.
