hello /fit/. Fatty here... (5'2" 140lb female) So recently decided to slim down (finally) my goal is to lose about 30 lbs and just generally look decently okay and/or sexy. After one week of eating 800-1000 kcal/day and doing a 1 hour fitness video every day, I have already lost 4 pounds and am feeling really good about keeping it going.

the video i bought was just a random one off the shelf at wal-mart (10 minute solutions latin dance somethingorother). I would like to hear some suggestions about other and/or better workout videos that I can do every day, not too difficult for a complete and total fitness nub. I would like maybe 3-4 different videos so I can rotate different ones throughout the week but do one every day. Weight loss and just overall health/fitness is my goal.

I have heard great things about this jillian michael's 30 day shred thingy but, I am worried that it will be too hard for a fatty such as myself :<

What are /fit/'s favorite work out videos and especially keep in mind for someone who is just starting out, however it would be great if the difficulty can advance as I become more fit.
