Hey /fit/, I just wanted to know an opinion on a regime I'm doing.I basically work out when I can. I'm a really busy person, but the little time I have at home I try to fit in working out.I do 50 squatz with about 3 lbs in each hand (I'm a weak little girl, seriousy)I do 50 twist kicks.I do this about 4 times a day, and I eat fairly healthy with one cheat day a week. I'm going back to school on the 4th and will run/go to the gym during the breaks I have.But are my little sets okay?
