Control what you're eating first before anything, you're going to cancel out a decent workout if you go eating double cheeseburgers after. Not to say that you are, but just in case

Cut out sweets and soda, this'll help considerably. As for exercise go jogging if you can, if you can't build up to it by walking/biking. Look up HIIT on google and try to do that as soon as you can. Join a team sport if you can since it'll pressure you to exercise at practices.

Starting an exercise routine and keeping to it can be hard, so I recommend gradually adding exercises. Start with just doing something that you are willing to stop and do over and over, then add others.

First you need to sort out your diet and replace fatty foods with Nuts/Seeds and drink water.

I found a good way to lose weight was to run. First start by Walking for 20 minuites then Run for 2 Mins walk for 8 minuites etc. See here for more details.

There, or if for some pussy ass fucking reason you're not man/woman enough to lift something heavy. Then you can use an elliptical or stationary bike (although be aware that excessive use of them causes muscle imbalances and cause problems). Or if you can run without shattering your knees due to your whale like weight, then do that, but do it outside, because treadmills are for fucking faggots and ruin your running form, as well as again causing muscle imbalances because they drag your leg back for you.

Most of the food advice you need is on the above website. Fatty fatty fat fat.

Lots of good info on cardio machines if you search 'em, and what to do to counter balance using them to ensure you don't fuck yourself up.

I'm sort of in the same situation as OP
and I was wondering about sweets in general.
Can't I just limit my intake? (and by limit I do mean have one piece of candy, and by one I mean ONE)

/Everyone/ I've asked about this has been trying to convince me that there are mystical bodily chemical reactions that will make you gain instant pounds back after months of weight loss if you let yourself consume the tiniest bit of sugar. Is there ANY truth to this?
