So here's my problem. I'm 5'9" and 160 lb, with decent muscle but nothing huge. I can surpass most kids in my gym class (only grade 11) in lifting, but the one place I constantly fall short is biceps. For some reason when I do curls, there's no burning in my bicep at the end of my sets, but instead a deep sort of muscle fatigue that feels like the bone is aching with it in my forearm. Any procedural advice so I can get some guns would be great.

Also, dunno if it's any help, but I play football and I have almost the exact same thing happen with my shin bone and calves. I run, run, run some more, no exhaustion in my calves, but only an ache on the bone itself.

train forearms more, also more weight on militaries and benchpress to increase forearm bone density, i get this too, this is how i dealt with it.

use dumbbells, they are different too.

when you set down the flat bar, slowly release your hands and slowly rotate them back to resting position, this eases pain too

thanks, good to know. So for the calf thing I should prolly just keep running and doing squats, inclined leg press, all that?

try your hands in different positions on the bar. with a straight bar, i get pain in my elbows if my arms are shoulder width apart. moving them towards the center of the bar reduces or completely eliminates this depending upon how far i move them.
