This is my diet, very consistent: 1 cup of oatmeal with 1 cup of 2% milk in the morning, with 1 scoop of whey and a banana. Then I have the following meals pretty much every day in various orders: 3-5 whole eggs with a slice of cheese and carrots and celery; pb&j with glass of milk; two handfulls of nuts and two handfulls of berries (hunter gatherer style); yogurt with oats and a bunch of fruit; and finally one large helping of meat, almost always chicken or fish, with a bowl of frozen vegetables, sometimes rice or sweet potatoe if I'm not too lazy to cook them.
That's my routine, and I'd say it's decently healthy. I know eggs have plenty of cholesterol but lots of things I read says egg cholesterol does not equal arterial chol.
