are you in good shape?

Resting heart rate is 57. When exercising it I get it anywhere between 130 and 170 depending on the intensity of what I'm doing.

23 years old, also 6'3 and 205lbs.

ITT: Lies or failures to properly calculate resting heart rate.

The guy with 'low blood pressure' has the highest resting heart rate, which doesnt make sense AT ALL.

And 200 pounders below 60bpm? C'mon fellas. Get a new watch.

I have trouble believing this. Average is closer to 70.

i'm 210 and mine was 60bpm even.. i was kinda surprised by that too, to be honest. i just counted for an entire minute and got 65bpm used my computer clock.

18, 6'1" 44bpm, fuck yeah bradycardia

If only I was Miguel Indurain who has a resting bmp of 28.

Technical max is 200bpm, but I've never found myself to hit above 180, but I don't check as often as others.

Different things effect it, but 65 is a bit more believable. I'm in the same weight range and generally come in at 64. I'll count right now (instead of deleting what I wrote and typing in the new one). Just got 66.

I'd be surprised if the sub-60 heart rates were true, unless like>>37974
there is a heart issue.

55 and under are really good athlete scores.

my hate rate is around 75, so i guess i'm not a good athlete :(

but you're in the average range. Working out at an elevated HR with help lower it over time. But you've got nothing to worry about at that rate.

yeah, i know i have nothing to worry about. but i thought always because i do regular exercise that i should have a heart rate a bit below average.

my heartrate skyrockets when i do HIIT

peaks at 170

140-150 when back to jogging/cooldown

6'3" 195 and in pretty decent shape.

178 cm
~67kg
~65 (+-5) BPM
Bloodpressure (about 30 minutes after waking up, not doing anyything for ten minutes before taking it, just laying down) ~57/110

When exercising it depends on what the hell I'm doing.
