You can do floor press, no worries. And you could do a BB row (well, with dumbells anyway) or a Yeates row without a bench.

For cardio just do a half hour of air boxing, jumping jacks and kicks while holding them and you'll see how great it feels to put them down. I would suggest something like 15 lbs for this.

This was exactly my workout when I got a pair of those adjustable dumbbells last year. You can get by with those exercises and get toned pretty well but thats pretty much it. I was 130 when I began working out with those and ended at 145 toned. My aim was on muscle gain so I began to use the gym at my college as I couldn't get the workout I needed.

You can get by with those, but if you want better results quicker then you'd need the proper equipment.
