Halp /fit/,

Cross country fag here, I was always a runner (not even a very good one), so I've never really worked on upper body strength.
Long story short, I need to beef up my pull-up number; I can do seven or eight now, and I'd like to at least double that.

My question is, what is the best regimen for building muscular endurance? I had been doing the 5x5 with Olympic lifts for a few weeks and enjoyed that, but I know that 5x5 is for strength.

Thanks for any half-way decent info.

Do your 7-8 pullups 15 times a day. You will get better at it.

Oh right, it's for strength. Not for muscle gains right?

Un-fucking-believable. This guy ISN'T a troll, and the fact that people on /fit/ is okey with a statement like this is why /fit/ is fail.
