Sup /fit/, I recently started HIITing it, but I feel my diet is not optimal. Apparently, I'm supposed to eat 6 times a day, which is a huge effort for me since I used to eat once or twice a day (still, I'm kinda fat for some reason). Anyway, what's good stuff to eat? My calorie intake is supposed to be at around 2100 (after cutting).

At the moment the only meal of my day that I think is appropriate is my breakfast, which consists of three scrambled eggs with salad and two slices of bread (the one that's not white nor wholemeal, dunno the word).
Lurking on /fit/ also taught me that tuna is good. But apart from that, I don't really know what else is recommended.

Also, if I'm awake around 14 h a day, does that mean I should eat every ~2,5 h?

Pic somewhat related, it's what I probably shouldn't eat.

almonds, and other nuts, beans and legumes, spinach and other green vegetables, dairy, oatmeal, eggs, natural peanut butter (i.e., the only ingredient is peanuts), turkey + lean meat like fish and chicken, extra virgin olive oil, whole grain bread and cereals (if it says whole grain flour as the first ingredient, it's whole grain. Some breads claim to be whole grain but really aren't.) Whey powder, and raspberries, and other berries. etc.
