Your metabolism is set depending on how much energy your body needs. Fat doesn't use a lot of energy so that's why fatties have slow metabolisms. Muscle on the other hand needs a lot of energy, which is why buff dudes can eat a lot more shit and not put on weight.

so yeah, just bulk up. easy as that :D
