I need ways to drop weight fast. Pills, running with bags on, crash dieting...anything. I've got a bet going that I can drop about 20 pounds in a month and I want that 200 bucks.

Eat nothing but small portions of brown rice and cabbage. Drink shit-tons of water with vitamin supplements.

Wear three sets of clothes and soak in a bathtub wearing them, then go running wearing your clothes. Repeat every day.

During the last day, take laxatives and stop eating and drinking to drop your water weight.

I lost 20 pounds in a month, no problem.

It involved being 20 pounds overweight at the start of basketball season, and our practices being mostly conditioning (Lotsa sprints, and playing basketball at a sprint pace). Also, I ate less.

find the nastiest restaurant you can. don't eat in it, but go out in back of that restaurant. eat what's in the dumpster behind that place. you'll need that to get a really bad case of food poisoning.

go to the hospital for a few days. glucose drips like the one pictured will be the only thing you can ingest for a few days.

you'll shit, puke, sweat and piss your way through 20 pounds in about 7 days.
