I'm eating some oatmeal this morning, also drinking a protein shake.


I have a fat gut.

I'm around 242 right now and trying to lose 2 pounds a week by April I should be in the 190 -200 range.

How do I increase my rate of fat loss if I wanna be down to 200 in like 2 or 3 months, is this possible?

I do both, I do allot more cardio (elliptical mostly treadmill too)
But I usually do curls and bench occasionally as well.

I can comfortably curl 20 pounds up to 50 times per arm 3 sets.

I can bench like 135 I usually stay lower than that cause I don't wanna hurt myself, as I am still new to this.

Go find a good routine and don't do too many bench dips, the shoulders are vulnerable in that position, actual dips are better for the shoulders and a lot harder.
