Try switching to another type/brand of BC (ie. if you're on the pill try the patch). Avoid the shot at all costs. Everyone I know who has tried it gains at least 5-10 pounds within the first month or two, and if you notice side effects it's not like you can stop right away like you could with the other methods.

You'll lose fat everywhere as you work out and make changes to your diet... You will probably end up at a smaller cup size no matter what you do.
