I'm doing bicep curls, but it looks like my brachioradialis or whatever is getting larger than my biceps. What am I doing wrong here?

Stop using the EZ bar. Stop doing hammer curls. Turning the wrist takes the bicep out of play and brings the forearm and outer bicep muscles into play.
Instead do straight bar curls. Also try doing dumbbell curls, keeping the hand flat, and do it on a bench that's slightly reclined.
