How long did it take for those who had extra meat to get muscles? Anonymous
So I can get a realistic range, how long did it take for those of you who started out overweight to get muscled, toned, and a low bodyfat percentage?

I'd think 2 years.

4 months, but I was getting back into shape after taking a few years off after an injury. I don't remember how long it took me to get into shape the first time.
