Question: Anonymous
I am having trouble gaining weight. No matter how many times I eat I can't seem to put on any weight at all. I'm 21 and I am approx 129.5LBS (5'11 male). My eating habits are rather inconsistent and that's really my only clue to solving this problem of mine.

I know I'm not supposed to be this light especially at my height and all, but I'm just at a point now where I don't know who/what to turn to. I've been to a Nutritionist both Medical and Natural, nothing they suggested has worked at all.

What do I do to put on some pounds?. I'm obviously aiming for a healthier outcome but, I don't want to become a fat ass (who does?)

Also, full body lifts like the squat, deadlift, benchpress, overhead press, pullups, and dips for intense weight will stimulate hypertrophy/growth and will increase your appetite and you need to shove calories down your throat, consistently. Go buy some weightgainer like BSN true mass or cytogainer and take it daily. That will add like 800 calories and 50 grams of protein to your diet and its all complex carbs.

Ignore the fools in this thread. Eating more will only make you fat.

You want to be fit? Start lifting some heavy weights. If you do it consistently enough, you'll feel hungrier and eat enough to keep growing.
