Hey /fit/, just trying to get my routine going and I was curious. What order do you start your routines? For example on chest day after warm up, do you start on the bench, do you start with dumbells. Another example, on back day do you start with pull ups or rows?
Im just trying to figure out how to structure the beginning exercises and how to end my workout.

I start with the compound exercises and then hit the extremities afterwards.

The ideology behind this is twofold: 1) your supporting muscles won't fail during the heavy compound lifts cuz they're fresh, and 2) your extremities will be pre-warmed up should you decide to do a little isolation on them.
