Hello /fit/, first off let me apologize for possibly asking a question similar to another question i saw on the boards however my problem was a bit different. You see /fit/, I am a chronic masturbater, I do it every night like cock work and have found I only get hard if i look at lesbian porn and even then my penis isnt as hard as a rock as it used to be. Probably due to me not really wanting to fap I just do it out of boredom. Lately over the years I lost my sex drive, I actually avoided sex since at times I couldnt get it up unless my exgirlfriend really got into me. I'm not a bad looking guy even though i dont like the way i look much. I am about to start working out and many people told me that working out, eating right and stop masturbating will even if its a while, help me regain my sex drive and perhaps even the stiffness of my penis.
I'm 20 years old and in college, you can see how this could be a problem for me.
I just wanted to ask /fit/, is it true, that working out, no masturbating and eating a decent diet can give me back my sex drive?
Also, I know im attracted to women since I can't stop staring at tits and want to suck the shit out of them, so I highly highly doubt im gay.

Yeah if you're healthier your sex drive should do better. And definitely fap less. Maybe make it a ritual to alternate weeks of fapping a lot and not fapping at all. Whatever suits you. Have you been depressed lately?

OP. Just try to reduce fapping, when you think you might be involved in a social situation. For example, you and some buddies are going out, getting drunk and picking up chicks on a Friday night (or whatever). Stop fapping Wednesday. By Friday, not only will you be wishing you were sucking on tits, but you likely will be.

I don't think fapping is wrong or unhealthy unless you are having hangups like the ones you are describing. I can fap one day, and be horny the next. But if I fap, that night, I am off as far a wanting to fuck the shit out of everything. Anywho, good luck with all this.

Actually, I should correct my own post here. Once you get past your teen years, drinking (might) = whiskey dick. Be aware of that situation. In my teens, I could drink a half gallon of rye on an empty stomach and still drill a hole in dry wall with my pecker. Nowadays? Not so much. Tone it down, and see if that helps. One or two is OK, but totaly fucked up for me = no sex. Also the ladies, as they mature find you in a pool of your own vomit to be more of a turn off.

Right now you're doing it habitually instead of out of genuine arousal so it just doesn't work as much. Doing this makes any sex act less appealing because it resembles your now-boring masturbation.
