http://hundredpushups.com/what u guys think? i'm moving on to week 5 now, and in the last exhaustion test i did 65 push-ups, and i started at about 45. I think the system works great.
I think if you started at 45 then you were wasting your time with the first several weeks and should have gotten a more serious workout plan
