Sup mis/fits/I'm afraid I'm converting fat to muscle. I started working out at a delicious 15 stone, and am about 12 stone 8 months on. I do weights 3 times a week, mainly on my upper body, and jog approx 6 miles 3 times a week. I'm also starting a fat-free diet.I have 2 priorities, to lose fat, ie, to become skinnier, but at the same time to build muscles and become a bit more mesomorphic. What kind of exercise will enable me to tone up without keeping a "chubby" physique?
