Hey /fit/,I suffer from anxiety disorder/depression and find it hard enough to get out the house, let alone the gym.Does anyone have any good tips/motivations?
Shitloads of training you can do under your own steam if you don't go gympush ups, sit ups - order some weights, run around the block at night if you feel safe enough or... go to the gym

I used to be like you and be EXTREMELY shy and my parents called me depressed but after a year or so of pushing myself mentally to do shit I didn't want to do because I knew they were required for a regular social life I am MUCH better off now.
