/fit/, I think I need some advice...I'm down to 290 from 320, and have gained muscle in the process. I achieved this by doing several different types of routines at the gym. At this point, I would like to focus more on burning fat, which means I should jog/run more, right? However, I have read on these forums that I can redring my knees if I jog while weighing a lot. I should mention that I have a larger frame, broad shoulders, etc, I look really good at 250. So, most of my weight is muscle. I actually enjoy jogging and running a lot, and not much other cardio seems to get my heart rate up. TL;DR- Does 290 pounds jogging=RROD on knees?
