I've been doing this ab workout from youtube - there's tons of them on there.

My question is, Is there anyway to eliminate or reduce the soreness in between ab workouts?

I want to be able to do it every other day, but I'm too sore most of the time so I have to wait like 5 days or so.

Any tips?

Light exercise to get the blood circling better.

Don't wait till you're completely fine, if it's only a little bit sore, do the workout.
