You could try eating more eggs and drinking more milk + lifting heavy compound lifts. That usually does the trick pretty well....

Derp,it doesnt fucking matter. In eggs the yolk as a shit load of protein and this nutrient i forgot what its called but its hella good for you. Eating fat isnt bad but carbs are.
