Hey /fit/ I recently started losing wieght and excercising and for about 3 months, but all of a sudden ive just lacked momentum, i havent put weight on in this time but ive lost about 15 kilos in the past 2 months, I weigh 113 kilos now im not shure how many lbs that is but yeh, help me get a routine for vigorous excercise that will help me lose weight faster and get back on track,................Pic related its me and my Girlfriend

113 is still too heavy unless you are well over 200 cm in height. Get down to low 90s. Also wash your hair more often. Also Opeth sucks dick.

In terms of a routine, how about eating less crap and running outside until you cant run any more.

For the record, Opeth is extremely talented. With the exception of "Ghost Reveries" which was total half-ass trait bullshit. "My Arms Your Hearse", "Deliverance" and "Blackwater Park" are soundtracks to many parts of my life. I've never known a band to pull off fusing brutal and beautiful so well.
