>>439952 multivitamin and loads of veggies also source on the 1500mg of calcium? when i was writing my nutrition intake program that i use to track my (obviously) daily nutrition, everything i found from FDA sources to private research says 1000mg for men, with old men (65+) needing 1500mg
I hit all my nutrients by the end of lunch if you count my multivitamin. Without it, I'm not sure because a lot of what I've entered into my database has ZERO for a lot of vitamin/mineral values simply because I don't know. For example, I don't know the amount of biotin in the bread I buy, so it's set as ZERO for that value even though it may have 50 micrograms.
