Sup /fit/, first time posting here actually. Here is my info, from what I've seen from other posters.

I'm 18, 5'6" * and about 155. I have a medium body frame.

I'm just of looking and feeling like a pile of shit, also I don't want to be a fucking statistic.
I want to do something with myself, so that's why I'm here.

I'm just wondering since I don't have a job, what are some at-home exercises I could do? I have a dumbbell
set which I can use, but aside from a gym membership, what could I do? I'm generally interested in loosing
the weight(fat) and gaining muscle as well. Even though I might only loose 20 pounds if it's replaced with
muscle, it doesn't matter.

In addition, what food should I eat and stay away from? Was is a general template of a normal day? Of course
I'll mix it up a bit everyday, but just a general guideline. I used to be a heavy soda drinker up until several
weeks ago, but now I'm feeling better by just drinking water and tea.

Stay away from sugar. Religiously. Do cardio for endurance and weight training for mass. both of these will eat away at your fat.

Someone needs to make a copypasta for everyone who posts here with this general inquiry, so they can all be given the advise they won't take and go off back to /b/. That way the real discussions can take precedence. Like whether infected clitoral piercings will destroy the nerve endings and no longer allow a girl to orgasm.
