I work and go to school. The only days I have where I can seriously work out are Firdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Would I be safe working out three days in a row, then resting for the rest of the week or would it lead to overtraining?

Keep in mind I'm just working out my chest back and arms because I'm trying to catch them up with my legs and abs.

I don't get what's so rage worthy about this. I do a lot of squatz, biking and I walk 3 miles on an almost nightly basis. Working out my legs further right now would be stupid because it will make my skinny upper body even skinnier.
