sup /fit/. im going to start HIIT today and i was wandering if this would be good for me.. (by the way im not that overweight and i have pretty good cardio).... 30 seconds of jogging than 30 seconds of sprinting and i repeat 5 times.. and is that it or should i do it again? can someone give a fellow anon a good routine?

This is what I do but I do it twice. Heres my "chart"

2:30 Warm up Jog
1:30 Walk/Rest
30s Jog
30s Sprint
30s Jog
30s Sprint
30s Jog
30s Sprint
30s Jog
30s Sprint
30s Jog
30s Sprint
4:00 or 5:00 Walk/Rest
Repeat

I think its working, I lost some weight, I just need to keep doing it. In reality I guess this is a 10 minute HIIT session because I only do the actual HIIT part for 10 minutes.
