what food does fit suggest for muscle mass gaining? i am tryin 2 lose weight, yet build muscle mass at the same time....is it a double edged sword???? or can it be done?
You almost certainly won't lose weight, but that isn't what you should be focusing on.You will lose fat, and build muscle. The scales might not notice the difference, but you sure as hell will.
yea i have noticed a difference, i wast 225 last semester....and now im down 2 200.....this summer...i have a goal of losing 10 more lbs....ive started 2 run more, and not lift as much.....
eggs, milk, MEAT, vegetables. healthy fats (i.e. nuts and their oils), FISH, MEAT, and MEAT
bump...im tryin 2 do the same thing
what about fried fish??? i work at a place where that is all we sell is fried fish

It's difficult to build muscle and lose fat at the same time. If you spend any time with a professional bodybuilder you'll see that they break their regime into two segments. They spend a large chunk gaining muscle, then lose fat and cut. What I would suggest is slowly adding more and more calories to your diet (500/week or so) until you're at 5,000 calories per day (lean meats and protein supplements). Once there, maintain a VERY heavy weight routine and you'll bulk up very quickly. Once you get to the size you want, cut back on calories and do a bit more cardio and you'll cut out very nicely. Remember to never lift below 70% of your one rep max for maximum myofibrillar hypotrophy.
I have a question; if I eat chicken + rice does it reduce the amount of protein I get into the body? I mean, does rice dilute the chicken or something else?
>>133891No, rice does not 'dilute' the chicken. Each are broken down separately into a paste that is run through your intestines and nutrients are absorbed from both. Keep in mind that while rice is a nice afternoon snack or side, it's VERY high in carbohydrates, so you should avoid it past 7:00pm.
>>133861That's kind of hard because fried foods are usually not good. Fish is good. Think of it like this though: eating chicken with the skin on it. Chicken meat is lean, but with the skin, it's bad. Just be safe and don't eat it.
>>133889Not op here but I was reading your comment and thanks man. I will follow this im at 213 pounds right now once I drop to 190 I will begin bulking.
op here again, im not tryin 2 bulk up tremendously......just more meat...i guess that is y im seeing little results...thinkin i can take in lil calories, and build muscle at the same time....ima try and add some more chicken into the diet....skinless of course....anything else?? so far great stuff fit thanks
Eat four dozen eggs every morning to help you get large. No yolks though.
>>134415Shut the fuck up. Yolks are great for you.
