Jesus, you're such an idiot. Provide proof. Prove to me that blending a whole fruit into a juice removes fiber. The exact same chemical compounds are in the juice. IT IS JUST A PHYSICAL CHANGE, THERE IS NO CHEMICAL ALTERATION, THEREFORE IT HAS IDENTICAL NUTRITION.
And you're a moron by saying that it will absorb faster because it's a juice. The fuck do you think happens when you properly chew food? It turns into a god damned liquid before it even hits your stomach. Learn how saliva works.

A lot, actually. Try reading labels. If it says the ingredients are only "100% orange juice", guess what the fuck it is? There are plenty of companies who sell 100% juice with nothing added. The only downside is it's fairly expensive because it takes like 20+ oranges to make one half gallon of that stuff.
And, for the record, there isn't even that much fiber in fruits. One serving of most fruits provides like 1 gram of fiber. Why would I bother getting fiber from fruits when I can get 51% of my daily fiber from a 160 calorie bowl of Fiber One, another 35% from a Fiber One bar, and the rest from whole grains like brown rice?
You people make the biggest bitchfest out of harmless things. Bad enough you're all brainwashed into throwing around buzz words like "refined" and "processed", when you don't even know what the fuck that actually means, bad enough you think carbs are toxic, but now you think fucking FRUIT JUICE is causing obesity and cancer or some shit.
Fucking rage.
