Okay, /fit/, I seem to have gained 10 pounds over the last 2 months or so. I want to lose this and more if possible.

I know I have a problem with food and I'll cut back on that. I also walk 1 hour everyday.

So my question is; what exercises can I do at home with no equipment at all?

sit-ups, leg raises - cardio stuff you find in tapes...you should really consider joining a gym or something though. Also just making one meal a day substantially healthier (like having a salad for lunch instead of what you might normally have) and cutting out any sweets really helps. I recently lost my freshman 15 by simply altering my diet to low-fat and doing sit-ups every other day for about 10 minutes with breaks, occasionally I run and do other recreational stuff.
