Hey, /fit/, don't come around here often as I'm a /b/tard (as you will be able to tell by this post), just looking for your opinion.

I'm about 5'11" and, though I haven't weighed myself recently, am probably around 200 lbs. What are some excersises or diets I can do to lose some weight? I'd really like to lose as much as I can. Even links to helpful websites are appreciated.

Just some additional info: I own a treadmill, swimming pool, and few small weights.
