I heard that the best time to do cardio is in the morning before you eat breakfast.
But then I heard that you shouldn't eat for 1.5 hours after doing any cardio.
Any idea which is more correct or more important?
Because I don't think I could get up, do a cardio work out, then wait that long before I ate breakfast.

I eat a banana about 20 min before running.

But I don't know about the morning running thing.

Do you run in the mornings? Or just anytime you are going to go for a run you eat a banana 20mins before?

I don't run in the mornings right now. I used to in Airforce ROTC, in 7 in the morning (shit sucks).
But during that time was when I went from almost 190 lbs to 165. I'm constant at that weight now.

I run at 6, and if I feel like it, I usually grab a small banana too eat because I don't want to eat anything too big.

Try eating a small banana, lots of good vitamins and I heard if you ever barf while running too hard, it still tastes like banana (which is a good bonus :D).

In the airforce did you used to eat breakfast before the 7am training?
Eatting a small thing sounds like a good idea, in the morning I have such hunger pains. But I think it is like just learned behaviour.
