I'm a fatty, but when I focus, I have proven that I can lose weight, during school I lost quite a bit of weight through weight lifting alone and tomorrow I restart my not fatness, Anyways, can fit link me to some articles about eating/workouts/supplements and anything like that? Also, I prefer weights and tend to dislike things like running, whats a good a better thing to replace running with, swimming or cycling or what?

do cardio if ur tuff enuf to take weight lifting get ur ass on a bike then. yo uwont get far weightlifting it only builds mass. my advice water and cardio 20 min 4 times a week

other exercises at an quick pace, for long periods of time. like push ups jumping jacks 8 count body builders mountain climbers arm circles situps etc...

but running is way easier than doing these for an hour of cardio

Also, is it good to take shit like protein shit?
When I was lifting weight, I just ate a steak for dinner pretty much every night, and protein shit for breakfast. I never had time to eat lunch, bad, I know.

I'm more interested in building muscle and losing a bit of weight, not just dropping weight.

it was like a 3-5 oz steak, and it was like, Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, typically, and vegetables and shit.

Is that bad? LOLOL I was following a friends advice, and it seemed to work pretty well, when I followed it.
