Probably a stupid question, but I know nothing about this stuff.

Do these really do anything? I've started using one daily as well as cutting down on what I eat like mad in hopes of not being a fatass anymore. Am I fooling myself?

If you wanna lose fat, RUN MOTHER FUCKER (or any other form of cardio, take up a sport like kickboxing/boxing)

you're not gonna get any results from that thing. any results you get will be from your diet change. but you'll still be an out of shape fatass

Listen to that guy and do plenty of cardio.

But those things are better than nothing since they offer resistance. You'd probably be better off using body weight or dumbbells, but it's a start I guess.

See, weights work by providing resistance. Those little rubber bands with handles also provide resistance. Thicker ones provide more resistance. They work exactly like weights, but they appear different. That is all.

And no, they're not going to make you quit being a fatass.

SQUATZ! Seriously. It's not just a meme. Fucking do them. Lift weights and get that heart rate going. Run, bike, fight, dance, just do something. And don't eat like an american jackass. Do some research. Diet is like 60% of the weight loss battle. Don't just eat less, eat right.

The more serious resistance bands provide a different experience to weightlifting (weights generally hardest at the begining, bands hardest at the end)
