No sir. That soda would have only been at all acceptable if you drank it prior to your run. Otherwise, it's just going to be stored as fat probably. Then again, carbs don't become fat so easily... if you drink 200 cal of coke and exercise no further after, you might be able to digest 30 calories of it... the remaining 170, only 30% can be made into fat... so 51 calories turn into fat. Do you want that? If so, knock yourself out.
