So, /fit/...
One of my boobs are kinda bigger than the other one. When I begin to lose a lot of weight, will it even out? Or will I be screwed for life? D:

Also, whats this about a BMR Calculator?
I looked it up and my BMR is 2125.05. What now?
>> Anonymous
Sorry, but it won't matter. I used to be a D and DD. Then I lost weight and now I'm a big B/small C and a B. :(

Fuck...
Well... how do you cope with it?
>> Anonymous
Isn't it normal for breasts to be slightly different in size?
>> Anonymous
>>32114
To be honest I'm kind of genderfucked too, so I purposefully flatten them anyway. It doesn't show then, obviously. But since most girls embrace having tits, here's a few suggestions I've heard

-Stuff one side
-Get a custom made bra (if you have the money; I sure don't)
-Don't wear low-cut shirts
-If it's really dramatic and you really hate it, maybe surgery.
>> Midori !4hcHBs40RQ
>>32116
It's a rather noticable difference.
I spend a lot of time poking and proding till my bra looks even.
>> Anonymous
>>32118
Oh, also, when buying bras, fit the larger breast. Otherwise you'll fall out all over the place. And to make sure you won't "pop" out, bend over when you're trying them on in the dressing room and then straighten back up.
>> Midori !4hcHBs40RQ
>>32118
I guess one day I'll try for surgery.
I like having them, just wish they were the same.

A custom bra would be nice, but I'd need more than one and.. no.

I'll be saving up for the rest of my life. Zzzz.
>> Anonymous
It's natural. 90% of women are that way.
>> Anonymous
>>32124
Most women have a slight difference, but I've gotten people looking in the locker room and going "Did you know your boobs are two different sizes?" It sounds like Midori's case is a bit like mine.

Also, it's pretty funny looking when only one side has cleavage.
>> Anonymous
Mine are different sizes too. Shit sucks. It's not really noticeable when I'm wearing an underwire bra, but it's very obvious when I'm naked. Sigh.
>> Anonymous
>>32150
If it helps, I really don't think any potential partners who would care about different breast sizes are worth worrying over anyway.
>> Anonymous
>>32154
Yeah, I mean, I know it's not a dealbreaker or anything, but it's still noticeable and I hate to disappoint.
>> Anonymous
>>32154

How are you going to attract a potential partner in the first place with wonky tits?

Sure, no decent man would dump you for such a frivolous reason. But no normal man is going to be attracted to a lopsided harpy.

A lot of women have one boob bigger than the other. You may feel self conscious about it, but you should know that no one else will ever notice it besides you. Even the most observant of men generally won't notice unless you tell them.

OP, i think you're fucked. No man is ever going to want any sort of asymmetry, especially in the form of a nearly unnoticeable difference in breast size. It's the clincher in finding a potential mate, symmetry is.
>> Anonymous
>>32178
Did you learn that from CSI?

Most people don't care once they get to know you. Just learn to date friends, srsly.
>> Anonymous
>>32128
Most people have feet sized 1 slightly bigger than the other. About half a shoe size difference. Everyone will tolerate a single pair of shoes though, they all squish and expand slightly anyway.

>men generally won't notice

I agree with this, but I would also add:

>men generally won't CARE

If its noticable it is going to be a problem at some point in your life. Its not going to be something your husband will divorce you for, but when you first meet somebody the only thing you both have to go on is physical attraction, and if your at all near the level in the pic, its not pretty to man.
>> Anonymous
>>32201
Oh look. They're still lopsided, even after surgery. hmmm.
>> Anonymous
>>32201
Just like to note, I had a breast Reduction, and those red scars fade really. You don't really notice it unless you're HOMG BOOB INSPECSHUN.

They could actually get worse as your weight goes down, but you could also have the smaller one implanted to be as big as the other. My cousin has this problem and will most likely do that when she's older.
>> Anonymous
>>32204
Lopsided in a perfectly natural way, though, instead of a laughable way.

I like how this thread was actually worthwhile until angry virgins came pouring in.

All I can say is that theres about a 2 inch difference in length.
>> Anonymous
Pics or it didnt happen. I'm curious.
If your BMR is 2100 then you can aim for about 1600-1800 cals per day and exercise 3 days / week for 45mins - 1 hr.

but mostly diet should be sort first have healthy carbs, protein and good fats

whole grain bread, whole wheat pasta are good source of carbs. eggs, chicken, fish are good for protein and fats. drink lots of water

In middle school, there was a girl with one boob bigger than the other. It was so noticeable that she had to stuff the smaller one just to look normal.

We called her shifty because whatever she stuffed with would move around and bounce differently than her other tit. Lol.
>> BOwen !i7E4yRzZEQ
My girlfriend has extremely lopsided boobs. One's probably a (large) B, one's close to a D. It's pretty funny and I kid her to no end about it, but honestly, I don't mind. If I feel like messing around with a big tit, I go to the left. If I want something a little smaller, I move to the right. Fucking perfect, man.

Yeah, only one guy has addressed BMR. BMR is the amount your body currently burns at rest. Multiply that by your activity level.

So, BMR = BMR = 655 + (9.6 X wt in kg) + (1.8 X ht in cm) - (4.7 X age in years)

then multiply that by your activity level:
Sedentary = BMR X 1.2 (little or no exercise, desk job)
Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk)
Mod. active = BMR X 1.55 (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk)
Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk)
Extr. Active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or
2 X day training, marathon, football camp,
contest, etc.)

formatting may be off on that...

THEN, you take that number and subtract out the deficit you want. normal weight loss is 15%, extreme is closer to 30% (not recommended for small amounts). So just multiply that last number by (the number * .2 or .3 or whatever deficit you want)

I can't believe demnads for pictures have not plagued this thread. No less in the one where it may have been somewhat useful to help judge.

My guess is, you're self-conscious. The difference is probably to a much lesser degree than you are perceiving it to be. Considering losing weight generally reduces breast size, there's a chance the difference will be even less noticable.

To reiterate what's already said; totally natural to have a difference. And I'd prefer uneven to visible scars trailing under the nipple.

This has to quite possibly be the most apt reason for

tits or gtfo.
>> Anonymous

What if she looses weight only in one boob and the difference becomes even more noticable?!

Women like you is why this world is why this world is mostly contained with idiots.
Why bother? The majority of guys won't care. And when you find one they sure won't have the attitude of the douchebag you're agreeing with.

Also, totally natural to every female. Left's usually bigger because of the proximity to the heart.
>> Squatz !WAY7yC.BQI
If you have an uneven distribution of adipose tissue, then losing weight will make your boobs more even. If you have more glandular tissue in one boob than the other, then losing weight will accentuate the difference. Point is there's no good way to know other than a) going to a doctor or b) losing weight to find out.

If the problem is glandular tissue then the only way to even them out is implant or reduction in appropriate boob. If the problem is adipose tissue then that's just one more reason to stay fit.
