Hey /fit/I'm thinking about getting in shape and could use a little advice with my diet. Here's a typical dish for me:I barbecued a pizza. Its dough was made of ground beef and smashed bratwurst, with a topping of cheese, pepperoni, and bacon.This is what it looked like up close after it was done: Since it was so thick, I had to cook the top by pouring bacon grease over it, effectively barbecueing it and deep-frying it at the same time.Voila! Breakfast!
>>83002i don't think you're getting enough calories, you should eat at least two of these with an entire gallon of whole milk for breakfast. then 4-5 more throughout the rest of the day. drink lots of soda because the caffeine will help your heart beat faster and you'll burn more calories all day.
