Muay thai Anonymous
i took a muay thai sabbatical and im just about to return. i wanna come back stronger than evver so i'm looking to improve my core, from which obviously power is generated. what kind of excercises are good to improve tthe core? also what kind of diet do you guys think i should take

I am not even joking here lol but squats are the best for building a strong core as are deadlifts.

Muay thai is like 60% legs and abdominal so front squats are the way to go tbh. but dont neglect your chest because your fists can often end a fight when directed in the right places.

I'm not kidding when I say squats.

Also, you should be doing a shitload of ab work in your class.
