I just got back from my mile long power walk, and am having water and a banana. Yum. When the burning is completely subsided, I'll commence SQUATS

Lol. You could cover 3-4 miles in an hour walking if you even bothered to try. You won't burn many calories if you don't either do HIIT or do traditional cardio for at least 25 minutes.

Pretty much nature's version of a chocolate bar, it has the most simple sugars of any vegetation next to a white potato and lots of them. One large banana can be 300 calories.

Just got back from the gym, myself. I did squatz saturday for the first time and thus still cannot walk straight, so I opted to do some deads and then lat pulldowns, rows, and (ugh) machine presses... I hate being so feckin' weak.
