I ran outside for the first time today, /fit/. Ran from one side of the street to the other, which was 1.75 miles, then back, to make it 3.50, then to the .50 mark and back, to make it 4.50, then the walk home, making it 5 miles. The fresh air was a lot nicer than the treadmill I've been using for a few months now... But I felt rather weird when I got home. I usually do my treadmill running without problem, but I just have this weird feeling now... I will probably have to run outside for a good while more, since my treadmill broke, so yeah. Also, saw a lot of jailbait with real tight, real short shorts with real juicy thighs, got heug hard on while running behind them for about a mile. Anyway, is it normal to feel like this? Am I just tired from it?

Outside works slightly different muscles then indoor running.

Defining 'weird' may help /fit/ understand what feeling you're talking about and how to best explain the situation.

Also, I don't see any photos of this jailbait in your pic, just a shitty group of shitty runners. Fix this next time. I assume you have a cell phone made in the last 5 years.

Also, running outside is different from a treadmill (ground composition, for one example), so it'll have different impacts on your legs, and the different climate outside will play a role as well (in case you're referring to your lungs/etc- i know you said fresh air but the fact that it's different could play a role ie shift in pollen count).

You're probably fine though, and I wish you the best in your outside running + continued progress.

Well... It's just that, I felt depressed while running. I usually didn't feel depressed while running on the treadmill, though. I guess thats where the weird feeling is coming from.

Runners usually feel a "runners high" after a work out.

Found this on google

>>When running on a beautiful, sunny day in a place where the scenery pleases the runner, he or she is more likely to experience happiness or even a high, versus when running on a cold, rainy day, along dark, unknown scenery.

You just got all T_T when there was none of that juicy jb at your place.

Runners high? That would make me feel happy though, not depressed, wouldn't it? Oh I dunno... Hopefully I'll feel happier tomorrow. I have to go no matter what, but I'd feel better if I enjoyed it. I did when I first started and I still did feel fine, it was really just the walk home where I felt bad, so who knows.

probably depressed of lack of ass pounding you've done since seeing the juicy jb. also, take pics tomorrow.
