so.
i've an in-house BJJ tournament in a week, exactly.
it's nothing too serious, and i've only been training a few months so i don't expect GREAT THINGS.

but i'm considering spending the week doing a ton of cardio and cutting weight. i'm not too sure what the different weight classes are, but they are going by them.

good idea / bad idea ?

pic unrelated. it is ducks.

Drilling techniques over and over and over and over again is something that helps me for tournament training, i work like a machine, it really helps me execute the moves faster and smoother. just my little advice for ya. good luck!

good advice. outside of the academy i don't even really drill techniques. i'll try and do this for the week.

I wouldn't do weight training.
Just roll a lot more with heavier school mates.
Cardio is always good.
