Hello /fit/ skinny indiafag here(left in pic).What are some good exercises with 15lbs dumbbells? I cant afford a gym membership.

You might want to do bodyweight exercises, considering 15 lbs is next to nothing. A search on google, or youtube, will show a lot of bodyweight exercises that you can do.
You need to eat some beef.
Eat lots of dried beans and lentils. Do push ups and sit ups. Run. 15lb dumbells are not going to help very much.
