So, how do you quickly and easily season chicken breasts? I just made 6 for the first time now, and I just threw in a bunch of paprika, salt, black pepper, spaghetti herbs (lol), and garlic powder. Basically everything I had in the cabinet.

Is salt needed on chicken breasts? Btw these are bought frozen in bulk.

after you season them throw them is a ziplock bag with some veggies (I use onions, green peppers, celery.) Push as much air out of the bag as possible before you seal it. Seal it and place it in a container of warm water for about an hour (if they are still frozen. if defrosted:20mins).

it's beyond me how people can confuse /ck/ and /fit/

OP here. Well, chicken breasts are the #1 food source for protein, and practically every serious body builder eats some.

Btw, so soaking in warm water will cook it? I don't see the point of doing that if they're defrosted too, unless after you warm them then you throw into the oven.
