People of /fit/, tell me where I'm going wrong.

Currently 19% body fat
with 24 BMI.

I've narrowed it down to 2 meals a day and thats all I eat. (Lunch and dinner).
I haven't lost any weight in 4 weeks of doing this, I'm not toning or building all i do is HIIT. But as you can tell, no improvements. I do HIIT about 4 times a week twice each day i do it.

Why am i not seeing any weight loss or body fat loss?

Eat 5-6 small meals a day. You're fucking starving your body and slowing your metabolism.

You eat two meals a day, which slows down the metabolism. You do not eat breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day. You do no resistance training, which should always accompany HIIT. You shouldn't be doing HIIT twice a fucking day, it's meant to be once a day, with a resting period.

AKA shit sucks.

You seem like some sort of god.

Does sleep effect your body? My normal day consists of waking up at 12 noon and going to sleep at 3am. (In b4 get a job, I'm on study leave).

I am a goddess. Thank you for acknowledging my greatness.

Yes, sleep will affect how you lose weight. Stop sleeping like a lazy fuck and wake up and go to bed at normal times. 7-8 hours is optimal.

Lift weights and do HIIT only once a day. I wouldn't really do weights and HIIT on the same day, but some people do.
