Hey /fit/, I do a full body workout usually two days a week with 3-5 days rest inbetween. Is there any benefit to doing a split workout where I only do certain body parts every workout? I'm trying to build muscle.

No point if you're only going twice a week. The split is popular among advanced bodybuilders who take around a week to heal because they damage their muscles so badly. Normal athletes normally take around 48 hours to fully heal.

2 full body workouts would be fine

day 1
Squat
Bench
Barbell Row
Dips
Day 2
Deadlift
Military Press
Weighted Chin
Abs

something like this... whatever
