Hey /fit/. I'm 6'2" 155lbs and can't seem to be able to gain any more weight. I can eat pretty much ANYTHING i want and as much of it as i want and i won't gain any weight. Is there any special diet or anything at all that could help lower my metabolism a bit?

You should count the actual calories you get in a day when you eat your "ANYTHING". I bet it's less than 3000.

Even if my metabolism is high, wouldn't i be bad for me to just stuff my face all day long? At the moment, i eat more than my dad who's a pretty big dude @ 6' 250lbs. I don't know if i could possibly eat any more.

To gain weight you need to be eating more calories than you are burning. Try hitting over 4k calories a day through protein shakes, meats, carbs etc.. combined with a decent weightlifting routine and do it for a month. If you dont gain weight (specifically muscle), then you need to re-evaluate what you're doing wrong.

Stfu, I've come from the same situation. Upped my calories to 3500-4000 a day and I've gained a 1-1.5lbs a week since the end of Feb.

Stop lying to yourself, looking for a quick fix, and actually commit to it.

Whea Protein Powder mix into shakes. You'll gain weight quickly, but if you don't lift you'll get ugly fat.
