I have started doing bicep curls at my gym but I can't really feel the burn in the actually bicep. I get tired after my normal 15 reps but it doesn't feel like the bicep is tiring. I guess you could say the forearm is tiring. What's the problem?

CURLS FOR DA GURLS BRAH.

Well, lets address your problems one by one.

One: What the fuck are you doing bicep curls. I can guarantee you're not at the point where isolation exercises could be any bit useful, so knock it the fuck off and do compound exercises.

Two: 15 reps? What the fuck. That's way too many reps if you want strength. That's also way too many reps if you're a vain mother fucker and just want large muscles.

Three: Okay, you know that burning sensation you get when you really work a muscle? Yeah, it doesn't mean shit. The amount your muscles are being worked has nothing to do with how much they burn.

Four: Lets say you actually need bicep curls, which, again, i highly doubt, if you can't feel your bicep tiring, then maybe... just fucking maybe, you should increase the weight. I know, what an outworldish fucking idea. Try it, though. You may be suprised.
