im too skinny (6foot 125 pounds) i think that i have an extremely fast metabolism or something:/

what would be a fool proof way for me to gain at least 15 pounds?

Curls. Lots of them. Curls are the best way to gain lean muscle mass. If you ever get any excess fat, you can just spot reduce them with machine exercises and the like. NO and L-Arginine supplements are also great for gaining weight.

i assume muscle is preferable. just eat your protein and if possible do some lifting, if not build and maintain muscle with various types of pushups, crunches, squats, planks etc

curls will only build biceps, maybe a little forearm mass, don't bother with them because they're a small muscle group and account for very little actual mass/weight.

if you do start lifting, the usual dead lifts, squats and bench presses are probably the fastest way to gain mass.

'spot reduction' is a myth of being able to lose body fat in an isolated area, as implied by 'myth' it doesn't work like that.

no-xplode is actually good for gaining weight, but whey is generally better for gaining muscle.
