Dear /fit/,

I can't stop myself from eating too much. I've tried drinking water before meals, holding logical discussions in my head regarding the benefits of eating the fuck less, pinching the inside of my arm really hard, etc., but when I want to pig out, there's really no stopping myself.

I suspect that the causes are emotional, and I'm mostly a boredom/anxiety eater, but when I get like that my thoughts usually stray to food, to the extent where I cease to think about the real issue at hand. But then I'll often have spells where, out of nowhere, I decide I need to chug half a can of wasabi beans RITE NAO.

What do I do, /fit/. It feels like it's only a matter of time before I eat my way to fattydom.

Well there's your problem.

Eat something filling instead of shit snack food. Protein and fiber makes you feel full so you don't feel like om nom nom so damn much.

If you're fucking sitting on the couch all day doing nothing, you will think that you "feel hungry", but most of the time, you're just bored.

Also, get some random low calorie food, something with a shitload of fiber in it. Eat that if you want a "snack".

On a side note, learn to eat SLOWLY, it takes food roughly 20 minutes to feel full. If you eat a pot in 5 minutes, you'll eat it all and will only notice anything when you get to the point where your stomach is yelling at ya.

Get some creamy ice cream for desert.
Order a large thick pizza and eat that throughout the evening.
Drink Soda instead of water.

I guarantee you, that would be an overkill on your required "calorometer."
