For nearly 1 year, I was unable to eat as much food as I normally was able to, but I kept on eating whatever I wanted to. Around when it started, I weighed about 160. A few months later and I noticed I was losing weight, and it's been in a steady decline since. It's been over a year since then, but I weigh 123 now, I have not upped my exercise at all. I stay at home in my time off, the only exercise I get is a 1 mile walk on days that I work, and working.
