Sup guys,
I have been suffering with a bad back of late, I do quite a bit of running, sitting in shit chairs trawling /b/ all of which slowly fucks my back up. When it goes my torso kinda leans over to the left despite me standing up straight, it can be very painfull.
I have been looking for an exercise that would strengthen my lower back, without much luck.
Then I discovered .......
SQUATS
Fuck-me my back is feeling better already!
