how do i got bigger shoulders? it's the first thing i want to work on, so what exercices are best for achieving this?

also, how can i make my face thinner apart from eating healthier?

start with heavy compounds: standing and seated overhead press. Dumbbells or barbells. bench press will also work shoulders, but to a lesser degree.

then try some isolation: side and front raises, as well as some rowing to bring out the rear delts.

finish with some isometric shit: overhead squats.
