How is this workout?120 press ups in sets of 40120 crunches in sets of 40120 squatz (without weights) in sets of 40Its not very technical or whatever, i just want a bit more tone. Not some giant body builder physique.Im male, 5'7 and 115 lbs

this is to get conditioned and a good base.this will prepare you for lifting weights, which you must eventually do.dont want to get too huge? eat less. theres no excuse for not hitting the heavy barbell compound lifts
