I run at least two miles a day, and try as I might, I always get the shits near the end making it almost impossible to finish my run. It happened again today, with my shit epitomizing type 6.

I've recently changed my diet, trying to lose weight so here's what I ate today:

Breakfast: Half banana, wheat bread with 1 tbsp peanut butter
-Rest of banana, orange, granola bar
-Half of a roast beef sandwich on wheat, some baby carrots
-Salad (spinach, 'shrooms, green peppers, a serving of grilled chicken and low cal dressing), two slices of a peach

Could it have something to do with increased fiber from the salad? I doubt it because I ate the salad only about 2 hours before running. I always go to the bathroom before I run, but it seems like the running loosens everything up in my large intestine.

If that didn't make you laugh, one of my motivating thoughts today on my run was:
"Oh god I have to shit so bad I might have to stop before I finish! Suck it up, that's what anuses are for!"
