this must be a recurring post, but yeah i'm trying to get in better shape, ect ect.

i've been starting to work out more, i ride my bike everyday, and i feel a lot healthier because of it, but i still look the same, i assume the issue is i still eat too much, i'm always fucking hungry, i get home and chow down on some cereal, then eat dinner later, then toast and stuff

and on weekends i go to town and get subway sandwiches and way too much fucking soda

any remedies so i'm not vacuuming in so much grub? and hopefully cut some of the fat from my system

good food tends to fill you up faster, stuff like a huge steak with a side of steamed veggies > a subway sandwich, i could probably eat 3 feet of subway before I stopped being hungry. fluffly delicious bread, and all those sauces, hmmm, chicken, meatballs, I could GO FOR OSME RIGHT NOWSHSLFJHDF

I guess downside is you have to get used to cooking a lot of your own food. Baby steps though, cut out the shitty soda - most places sell bottled water, yeh its dumb as fuck to buy water, but if you don't bring your own from home, just chose that as an alternative.

In terms of looking better- you're gonna have to start lifting some kind of weights, so you can build some muscle onto your frame. If thats you in the picture Ron, then putting muscle wont be hard- just eat a bit healthier and lift heavy shit off the ground up over your head.

If you got fatter since the pic- then, you're gonna need to do some cardio too. Real men sweat.

Well I know. If you look like you do in the image you don't look like you need to really lose that much fat.

I'd suggest building muscle first, then "cutting" to lose some of your fat

I mean unless you really don't want to build muscle?
I really have no suggestions on eating less though, but maybe just start counting calories and maybe you'll look at something and be like "nah fuck that, gonna throw me over my limit"

Also some people suggest one meal out of the week where you ignore your rules as a reward for not cheating the entire week. I hear a lot of people saying it on here anyway.
