/fit/ my sole goal from going to the gym right now is to just loose all the flab on my body, is my routine here effective for doing that?

-Warm up for 5 minutes
-Run for 20 (heart rate at least a good 170 for duration)
-10 minute break
-5x3 Squats
-5x3 bench press
-5x1 deadlift

I do this 3 times a week, alternating between bench press and deadlift with standing military press (5x3) and rowing (5x3).

you should do the cardio after the workout. Also the cardio should step in intensity over weeks if you really want to make progress. Otherwise your diet will determine how effective that routine is.

I'm afraid I don't know enough about specific workout regimens, but I can say that your diet is going to be an important part of your flab-loss as well i.e. you must cut down your caloric intake in order to lose weight (calories consumed < calories burned = key to weight loss)

You need something that directly targets the upper back, I suggest adding pull ups.

Then, you also need something for shoulders, I suggest Military presses.

'loose' all your flab?

No need for a gym, just a sharp kitchen knife and alot of towels
