Testosterone increase and negative effects of working out at young age YoungBuck
i hear that once your drop below 10% bodyfat your body starts to produce a hormone that releases more testosterone. im wondering if this is true as i have seen it in alot of people.

also my friend wants to know if doing an intense workout at a young age will have any negative effects on your body when your older.

Never heard of that, but it doesn't make sense to me as you need your good share of fats among other things to produce testosterone.

heavy workouts at a pretty young age will seriously stunt your growth.... which is why really good gymnasts are super short. it can also damage your growth plates which could fuck up your bones later in life.

don't know anything about the testo though...

Don't you think they might be good BECAUSE they're short. Not the other way around. Correlation/causation. I dunno.

no theyre are way too many gymnasts that are short. I am 5'8'' female, mom is 5'7'', dad is 6'1''. I have 2 sisters that did gymnastics that are 5'2'' starting from 1st grade. Coincidence? I think not.

Squats will screw up your back posture like a beez. Even if you do everything to correct it.
