The ski season in Australia soon approaches and I'm going on a six week 'get fit for skiing' plan. So far I am planning on doing:
-Pushups
-Chinups
-Situps

Any ideas on strengthening my lower body without weights?

Basically, stand up and lower your ass to the floor. Sit there and slowly move your legs sideways until it strains a tad, then bring them back. Do this 10 times, then stand back up. KILLS your legs.
