Is there a reason why I shouldn't do my usual little set of ab and arm exercises every day?
I also do a run that I make a little longer every time (currently about 2.5 mile), but that probably doesn't affect other stuff.

I have heard contradicting arguments about working the same areas each day, and I don't know what to believe. I'm assuming running is fine every day, but I actually haven't heard anything about that.

u need to give ur muscles time to recover, or you wont see any progress

What if I feel up for it every day, like I'm not sore? It seems like a waste to just let it sit every other day or whatever.

By the way, how long is the right amount to wait? 1 day off?

yeah, and your not just supposed to sit the next day, you do arms/legs one day, then abs, the arms and legs again for instance.
