hay there /fit/.

I remebere when 7chan was still alive they were a FAQ on their /fit/ board that was full of win.

It included a work-out program based only on compound exercise ( squatz, deadlifts...)

Did anybody remember that great work-out plan ? And does anybody saved it ?

No it wasn't starting strength, but that's good.

7chan was a push/pull/leg split

push day was something like
5x5 bench press
3x8 shoulder press
3x8 dips
etc

Pull was
5x5 deadlift
3x8 pullups
3x8 rows

Leg day
5x5 squats
3x8 lunges
3x8 calf raises?

Along those lines.

If i remember well it had a topic regarding cardio ( mainly hitt) one regarding weight training ( compound exercises) one regarding suplements and also it was answering some basci questions.
