hey guys, I work out regularly. mostly strength training - usually ~3 days a week. Well recently i was sick and my chest started hurting which was concerning me. I went to a walk in health center and the doctor there told me i was not congested and my airways were all good. The pain in my chest he diagnosed as a "Anterior Chest Strain". I dont know how i got this (maybe benchpressing incorrectly) which i highly doubt.
Well anyway its been almost 3 weeks, I thought the pain was gone so I went to the gym twice( did not do chest) but now the pain is back again. WTFFFFFFFF!!

I also found Costochondritis by various web search etc.

FUCK I NEED TO LIFT AGAIN.!!!

You didn't say if it was sensitive to touch. If it hurts when you breath. If it only hurts when you try and press weight; incline, flat, decline? Area of pain; localized to one spot, generalized? Intensity of pain. Waves of pain?

You could have inflammation of the connective tissue between ribs; got that from coughing too hard when I had bronchitis.
Went away after a couple weeks.

it hurts if i take really deep breaths. It hurts on my upper peck right near the colar bone
