Rate this workout, and possibly give me advice. I'm at my max weight, meaning I don't want to gain any more lbs, but I wouldn't mind losing some weight and toning up at the same time. I'm 6'3:, 200 lbs.

MWF: bike 30 minutes (usually 300+ calories@ 20 mph, 190 BPM max) then do 1X circuit of the weight machines in my school's gym.

TF: 15 minutes running at a pace to get sweating, then a bodyweight core workout (yoga/ab exercises) Done @ a pace that makes the heart rate climb to ~ 180-190

----

As for diet, I am trying to cut cheese completely out (hard to do at some colleges, seems like everything @ the quick places has cheese). I try to have a vegetable platter with each meal (not just salad, mainly a mix of all the brightly colored veggies @ the bar). Finally, I drink only water, OR 1/2 water-fruit juice mix. No soda, and if I cheat, diet soda.

You're not devoting nearly enough time if you want dedicated weight loss. Doing a machine circuit once doesn't do much.

Bike for a full hour, then do 3 circuits on MWF, and make sure your muscles are somewhat sore the day after - if they're not sore, you're not building muscle.

You haven't said how long you do yoga, but 45 minutes of it would be a good benchmark.

I'm going to have to tone down my cadence if I'm going to do an HOUR of biking near my max heart rate. as it is, after 30 minutes, I'm sweating buckets and my legs are getting "slow"

Also, I should state my goals. I want to weigh 190, so 10 lbs less than now. The thing is, like everyone else in America, I want to loose the fat that's over my body. I'm guessing this will be more diet than anything, so is cutting out cheese a good thing?

Only one way to fix sweat and slowness, push yourself, and push yourself hard. It will be hell, but you'll notice progress after a couple of weeks.

why are you cutting out cheese? If you pick the healthy kind and in moderation it'll help instead of harm

Weight Watchers. Shit works.

It's BS to tell him to do an hour every time he bikes he said he is burning 300 calories, that is pretty good. losing weight is all about calories out > calories in, amirite? From experience I can tell a tough 30 minute workout beats a mild hour one.
