20 minute run Bench Military Press Curls Anterior Deltoid Raises Tricep Extension Wrist Rollers Ab Ripper X
Last night I was just messing around with things and I tried to do dips (but my bench and computer chair are uneven, plus my computer chair rotates...I'm scared I might break a wrist), bench, lunges, calf raises, pistols, dumbell flies...a few more, with no specific reps or sets, just trying things outs.
Googling I found these...
Dumbell Rows (Bent-Over Rows) Dumbell Tricep Extention (on the bench, I was doing it upright) Dumbell Deadlift
I'll continue doing bench, might throw in some lunges or possibly pistols. I'll continue doing military press and wrist rollers and curls too probably.
Not sure what else I might add.
