Sup /fit/.My friends and I have been running up a local 'Mountain' once a week but I'm not sure exactly what good it is doing.I can run to the top in 14 minutes. By the top I'm completely fucked and my legs are burning so I guess there's some cardio value there. But at the same time a gym trainer once told me that if you're not doing 30 minutes of exercise in one session you may as well not bother. My goal is to burn fat more so than build muscle. How effective is this climb?
When your gym trainer says 30 minutes that includes the time you spend running/jogging to, from and down the hill.Hill training is great for increasing your legs strength and endurance, keep it up.
Thank you... really noticing a difference in the bedroom :P
