My grandparents lived to an average age of 89.
My great grandparents lived to an average age of 74.
My great great grandparents lived to an average age of 66.
Interpolating from this suggests I should be shooting for about 120.
Taking this into account, what how should I live differently with respect to the conventional wisdom?
For example, I dont think and regular high impact cardio (jogging) is a good idea, because i dont want to live the last 40 years of my life in a wheelchair.
Also, old people love Wii, should i get a Wii and start practicing now?

Don't smoke, don't drink.

You don't think jogging is a good idea? Yeah that makes sense, all those guys who sit back on their couches all day almost ALWAYS have a better quality of life in old age than those lazy marathon runners.

Yes, humans weren't meant to run, much like all other animals. They all use ellipticals and cycle everywhere to avoid stressing their knees.

Running STRENGTHENS the joints and knees. If you believe it destroys your joints and knees, you're buying into a myth that has been dispelled many times (by science no less) and you're no better than a senile old man.

with a hunter gatherer lifestyle people died a lot earlier, and our bodies have not evolved to grow old gracefully.

actually the average lifespan for people that live past about 20 has been quite long for a long time, millennia, average lifespans have increased over the last century because of advances mostly in stopping child mortality and workplace safety
