so i spent almost 2 years being ridiculously depressed and shut-in. it's pathetic and dumb, but i'm doing better now. most importantly, i'm up off my ass.

my problem is this: while laying on my couch wanting ot be dead for 2 years, i gained a lot of weight. and i'm about to begin working on shedding it again, maybe even some more than before.

but my problem with that is back pain, knee pain, and i think some muscle loss or something. exercise is really painful, not just the regular good kind of painful. any tips on how to deal with this as i begin kicking ass again?
