Hey /fit/, I'm not overweight, according to my BMI, I'm in the average, but I weigh about 150 pounds and I'd like to lose more fat.. Basically I'm out of shape.. not too badly, but what is a good way to lose this weight fast? I'm a guy by the way.

what are you looking for in particular? caloric defiency, hyperventricular hypertrophy..
'weight loss' is very generic and you might answers that aren't compatible with your goals. ie: eat tenia.

Well I have no idea really.. I'm pretty sure it's just a little fat I need to lose.. the thing is, when people see me they say I'm really thin, but fat in my thighs/waist aren't exactly how I'd like them. I guess I'm looking for a more athletic build but saying anything other than that, I don't really know. I used to weigh about 180 pounds, but never fat, just more out of shape looking than I am now, and I still haven't lost the amount of fat I would like to. I don't really know any way to explain any better what I'm looking for, so I hope you'll get what I'm trying to achieve.. this is my first time posting here really...
