hey there
i need a good website for counting calories
i'm set on losing about 10 lbs and i think keeping track of what i eat will help
i'm also going to start doing sit ups everyday as all my fat is just my stomach
so yeah, calorie counting website?

counting calories is hard if you're an idiot. all you have to do is read nutritional labels. keep a running count in your head and round to the nearest 50. if you avoid saturated fats and HFCS, eat lots of vegetables, and stay under your daily calorie limit, then you'll lose weight.

Especially early on. It's amazing how fucking simple it is to lose the first 10 lbs. I lost 10 lbs doing nothing more than avoiding HFCSSDFS, staying within my calorie limit, and eating shit that didn't look like it could sit on a shelf for eighty fucking years.

The first 10 are easy because you're burning through stored sugar. When you burn the sugar, water follows. So basically all that weight is water and sugar. When you get to the fat then it gets difficult.

case in point, I could eat two boxes of oreos in a day if I wanted to and still feel hungry, and that's about 5000 calories

However, I could eat an equivalent volume of my turkey chili, and it's 2000 calories max

You are so dumb it's mind boggling. I eat about 3000 calories a day. I'm 5'10'', 150 lbs. And guess what? I'm still hungry. All the time. I could eat 6000 calories a day EASILY if I ate until I was full.
