So today I was doing abs in the beginning of my workout and I did decline situps with a 20 lb weight. After about 4 reps i felt this SHARP ass pain in my chest (like my heart area) and everytime I would go up for a situp it I would feel it. I got off and went home thinking I might need rest or something but I am perfectly fine only happened that time. To not be a pussy I am gonna go back to the gym in about 30 minutes and finish off my workout but was that normal? It was my first time doing weighted decline situps by the way. I usually just do them regularly.

I'm back from the gym and so I was working out doing my monday routine and then did abs after and nothing happened. After the abs I went on the treadmill and did 40 minutes. I went back to do the same ab workout just to see if the problem would come back up and there it was. Its a sharp ass pain I think from my heart(weird as fuck). Should I just take it easy on the abs and not put weight? Or is it a bigger problem than that?

Also I was thinking that it migth be that I am holding my breath which is causing strain on my heart pumping? I dont know.
