always warm up a little by taking a short walk. walk more, and so dome stretches afterwards
week one: run for a minute, then walk at a good pace for four. repeat for 30 mins
week two: run for two minutes then walk for three. repeast for 30 minutes
etc
dont be at all disconcerted if you have to repeat a week, or maybe have the odd day off or just walking or whatever. i was 240lbs (6 feet tall) and piss weak, and could run for 30 minutes a day after about two months
feels good man (apart from your calves if you overdo it)
