Then start doing exercises in your room. Get some dumbbells and do bodyweight exercises. When you're in your teens that's the time to get in good shape and stay that way, especially if you're active already.

Yeah, this is how I do my exercises: in my room with plate-style dumbbells. It doesn't really matter where you do the exercises. All that really matters is that you do them.
