And how does using a pull up bar make you a pussy? reported for trolling.

I'm planning on going to a mall and finding one of those "AS SEEN ON TV" stores to see if it is worth my money. I'll tell you then.

Pull ups are fine, but that's basically only one exercise. Go to the gym, stop trying to force a work out around what you can buy for your house and do without spots because you're an insecure faggot and/or fatass.

He can do whatever he wants. Fuck you. Stop trying to make everyone do the same shit. Maybe he has different goals, faggot. LOL
>> Anonymous
>>339923
Fuck you, have you ever considered the fact that you dont have to do every single workout in the gym?
>> Anonymous
>>339925

Everyone's goals are essentially the same when they start out. Only difference is really if you're a fat ass or a skinnyfag. In either case, man up and grow a pair and get to the fucking gym no matter how fucking disgusting you are.

REGARDLESS. ITS A FUCKING PULL UP BAR. WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU EXPECT IT TO DO?

Hai gusy, its a bike, anyone have any experience using these things? Are they useful?

whats with all these people saying to just get a gym membership.Do you guys only work out in the gym?
>> Anonymous
>>339945
It ends up being a lot easier to work out in a gym. All the machines and weights are lined up, ready for you to use with lots of space and mirrors.
>> Anonymous
>>339935
No. My goals are not the same as yours. Enjoy being a retarded faggot. Fag.

fuck the gym.....gyms suck. My back yard meets my fitness needs 10x better than any gym I know of in my city, and I've only got maybe $400 worth of equipment, only a fraction of what I'd like to have, but its plenty to get the job done. Seriously...a pull up bar, an olympic weight set, a squat rack or power rack, and a small open dirt area works pretty damn well to get in excellent condition. Anything beyond that is icing on the cake.

If you think you need a gym with a gazillion machines to work every muscle in your body one at a time in order to get a good workout, please feel free ignore everything I just said.

Well, if the OP had said he was interested in a power rack, bench, and a olympic bar that would have been a different story. But hey, if you have the room for all that shit go for it, I don't care.

Regardless though, buying gimmick machines that promise to get you in shape by working one muscle is prone to make me rage. You'll want to work your entire body if you're not a windowlicker anyways; easiest way is the gym.

Hey mis/fit/s i posted this several days ago in another thread. I liked the idea of an Iron Gym as well and several Anon agreed that this would supplement my workout. Not a substitute, but an addition, when the tools of the gym are hogging the pull up bars.

right there with you, spent 300ish on a home gym a while back and spent money on dumb bells here and there. Shit is so nice and organized and its good to feel that you don't have to worry about your area at the gym or what will people think of me, nah fuck that I get to listen to my own tunes without shitty headphones, walk right out of my house and get right to business, and do better workouts than some jackass who pays 30 something bucks a month when they only go twice a year.

BTW i want this for the uses they say in the informercial... a pullup bar, dip bar, sit-up foot holder, etc. Not power-lifting or bench pressing.
>> Anonymous
yeah, I suppose I did get off on a bit of a tangent there, I do not support the gimmicky pull up bar thing, mostly just because there are better pull up bars within easy walking distance of almost anyone pretty much all the time if you just look for them. Just can't be embarassed to be doing pull ups in public.

Also, pull ups are a full body exercise, and there are a lot of exercises other than pull ups that can be done on a pull up bar which focus more on other muscles. they are admittedly most useful for developing the upper body and trunk though.

I have one that is very similar to that one...works great

feels good man

It doesn't look that useful for dips, the demo show the guy raising /lowering only 2-3 inches. Probably be better with a chair/bench. And do you really need equipment to help you do pushups?

Seems fine for everything else though

yea but it will mess up your door a little i live in an apartment so i don't give a fuck i'll be like oh that was like that when i moved in here....i got mine before this fucking infomercial shit came out i've had mine for a while now....i just use it as something to do on my off days i mean i don't really have to do any sort of physical excercise at my job or anything so i need something quick and easy/light to do on my off days......
