I've started eating healthier lately. Cut out the fastfood shit and just eating more often/less. The hardest part for me is to eat vegtables.

As a child i was never forced to eat them, and my distaste of them stuck throughout all of my years. How can i make myself like vegatables/fruits more?

Cut out all sugar, high fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, and processed foods. When you start eating fruits and veggies, they'll taste nasty at first, but eventually you'll get used to them. It took me about a month to actually start enjoying the subtle flavors of them over processed foods.

Pretty much all you have to do is to keep eating the fruits and vegetables, you'll learn to like them.

carrots/sweetcorn are sweet too (duh), mange tout are tasty, broccoli is amazing, spinach you have to learn to love.

And since you demand that /fit change the way it operates, just force yourself to eat them for the time being. Make a stirfry, etc. You will get to like them, like exercise. People hate exercise, but some grow to love it (like me).
