Ok this is my first time here im looking to loose some weight, alot of weight.

im around 6' 2" and 266lbs ive always used being tall as an excuse for my self and accepting my weight.

ive tried stuff like not eating between meals and eating more healthily but i never really exercise because of embarrassment and stuff. also i never seem to see the effects of my efforts so i usually just give up.

so basically i need a way to lose some weight fast and get motivated to continue loosing weight.

sorry no pic

dont be embarrassed there will ALWAYS be someone who can do more than you. and that goes for everyone else at the gym with around you

I hope you realise how stupid this sounds.
Do cardio, see results, get motivated, continue.

The one and only motivation you need is fun.
Do a sports that is fun for you.
Try out different things.
Bike, swim, run, weights, fencing, tennis, whatever, just do it.

The one and only motivation you need is death.
Think about how quickly you want to die.
Try doing everything all at once.
Meth, coke, anal, fluoride, antifreeze, cyanide, whatever, just do it faggot.

Meth, coke, anal, fluoride, antifreeze, cyanide.

One of these is different than the others...

Hey op here,
how about I go on a bike ride every day? Then go on my trampoline to ... How long? I've heard they can be a good work out.

And what about my diet, what should I be eating in a day?

Thanks

ok first you get some protein powder, flax seeds, fish oil, and surge!.......

in all seriousness though, try biking to work and trampolining for 15-30 minutes as a start.

once you are somewhat in shape you may want to try Velocity Diet in the name of great justice and fat burning

why dont you just jump up and down 20mins, isn't that the same thing?

If you are finding it hard to limit how much you eat, why don't you just carry healthy snacks around with you. Don't reach for chips and soda when you can grab some roasted cashews and drink water. Stop having large meals, eat smaller meals more often.

In terms of exercise, just do anything that will build up a sweat and raise your heart rate- go outside and mow the lawn, do a routine like run 20m, stop do some pushups, run 20m stop do some pushups. Eating more often and exercising will probably help jog your metabolism into gear, and the only real way to keep yourself motivated is to keep a food log of everything you eat every day.

You really should lift weights too. If you just reduce your calorie intake and do cardio without lifting weights you will lose a lot of muscle along with the fat.
