bro (bein seriuz here)

i commend you on your exercise selection. These are literally 'end game' movements. they are optimal/perfect. just learn to do them better and keep getting stronger.

the other ends that matter now are DIET (total calories) and REST (sleep, stress levels).

control the later two variables and you will be set.

where did you learn the movements you listed?

/thread
and since i actually care because its awesome you doing these lifts, my opinion carries more weight than the rest of all anon together. so dont change regardless of what the unwashed masses say.

give it 6months and no one will recognize you

Thanks man
I spent a week learning the lifts with a personal trainer at my gym. I enjoy doing them all (especially the snatch grips).

ok, time for stats
what country
what kind of gym (bumper plates? hardcore, no wimen?)
how old are u,
etc.

you realize that you have picked up prolly the .1 percentile for best trainers in teh world if you got a random trainer teaching u these lifts (caveat, are they being taught properly?) he got a USAW or CSCS?

Sorry late reply I had to go to class.

Canada

Gym is kind of garbage. There's 45lb bumper plates but I can't use them yet. It has everything I'll need but it's small and a lot of it is old / worn.

Canada

I turn 19 at the end of October.

Regarding the trainer - My brother set up this schedule for me. It had another day for just barbell row etc but I can't go to the gym on the weekend (too crowded). The personal trainers that showed me everything are just students with their license. I will however be checking how good my form is when I see my brother this weekend.

My biggest criticism: you spelled 'criticism' wrong. Other than that those are some good exercises. You could stand to eat moar as well.

1. it's 2 weeks, no one ever looks ripped after 2 weeks

2. unless you want to stay scrawny, start working out everyday.
