SO I have a problem Anonymous
Ever since I started exercising and eating healthy, when ever I see "bad" food I want to throw up, and if I had just eaten something which is "bad" I get the impulse to throw up. The same happens when I see a fat person.

Please help.

No I don't, I am 220 @ 6'4, I am pretty lean but not super low BF.

When ever I see shit, and fat people eating shit it bothers me, I am like horrified of turning into that obese monstrosity.

In-N-Out animal fries. French fries with secret sauce, onions and cheese on top.

Wow, you have a severe aversion disorder.
At least you're not having panic attacks.

Did you used to be fat or currently are fat?

It's kind of a natural response. I was in Japan for quite awhile and ate extremely healthy (not by choice so much as money.) I came back and dipped into poor health because I simply couldn't stomach a lot of normal foods. After a year I can actually eat at a fast food place occasionally (once a week at most.)

It's almost like that feeling after you drink to much and vomit for hours...whatever you drank is just no longer an option lol.

I am not currently fat, I could lose 10 pounds but, I don't define myself as fat.

I was kinda chubby as a kid but, never that abad

That's just a change in diet and the body isn't used to eating that type of food anymore. It happens with any sort of diet change (good or bad).

What he has is something mental. So it's not an easy fix if he wants to eat what he used to eat.
Either getting therapy and/or medication is one way to fix it. Or just manning up and get over himself.

Since being on a diet I've found something similar... If I eat alot of fried food, or simply a bigger volume of food then normal (Like every weekend, I'd eat a bit more then during the week) I'd feel ill, and often throw up.

I'm putting it down to my body adapting to my diet and not coping when I want to go back to the old one:P
