Like I said previously, the difference is honestly negligible. You're still going to be training for hypertrophy, and you're still going to be doing thirty repetitions. Just take note, when you DO get results, it doesn't mean you chose the correct path. You will notice gains simply from the initial stress of your body adapting to new pressure.
