Help tailor my diet? Anonymous
Hey /fit/.
I'm 16 years old, 148 lbs, 5'10".
I'm in pretty good shape, I have abs when I flex, so girls don't know any better.
Anyway, I wanted to get your advice on how many cals I should be getting, fat (g), carbs, protein, etc.

My workout schedule:
Monday-40 Minute Biking
Tuesday-30 Minute Biking-20 Minute Weights
Wednesday-40 Minute Biking
Thursday-30 Minute Biking-20 Minute Weights
Friday-Off
Saturday-40 Minute Biking-20 Minute Weights
Sunday-40 Minute Biking

Anyway, I'm vegetarian. I don't ever eat fast food, drink soda, eat candy, chips, etc. I don't have any problems not eating garbage, but I want to optimize the healthy stuff I do eat.

All that biking you're doing is retarded. Unless you do it because it gets you hard, look up HIIT. Lifting weights for 20 minutes is equally retarded.
