So /fit, I am thinking about going out right now and doing HIIT before breakfast. What exactly are the benefits of doing it before breakfast rather than after?
I'm not sure about HIIT, but for long distance running your body goes to your fat for energy a lot quicker.
From what I can tell, cardio draws from blood sugar first for energy. After an overnight fast, the blood sugar levels are low enough that cardio needs to draw from another source... i.e. fat.
Or would that cause your body to keep the fat and burn the muscle because you are in starve-mode?

>What exactly are the benefits of doing it before breakfast rather than after?None. Eat first.
Cons are, you'll be fucking hungry afterwards, making a fatty like yourself overeat
