Now I need to be able to run 2.4km in 10mins or less. My current strategy is to run at the gym (supplementing my weight training) for 10 mins incrementally increasing my speed every day. Now would I develop better endurance doing a slower speed over 20 mins and gradually increase that or maintain my current strat?
