I used to be 86kg of fat and 1.87cm, now I'm 71kg and my ideal weight is 75kg, I lost the weight by cutting out candy/sodas/cookies etc. Does anyone have any advice on how to get to 75kg using healthy food and excercising 4 times a week?

I used to weight 103kg a few months ago, now I'm at 78 and I plan to get to 74 maybe even to 70. I run each day at the morning, 3 of them are HIIT. Weight lifting 5 days a week, resting on fridays and sundays. I eat 5 or 6 times a day, lots of oatz, etc haha

I have a question, the 71kg part supposed to mean 81? because you said you weight 71kg, and you should be weighting 75 and you asked for an advice of how to get to 75.
