/fit/ i've been working out, on and off, at the gym and watching my diet since the fall simester of school. Iv'e managed to drop 20 pounds and also gain muscle mass in the process. the best area of improvement is my abdominal area, but i was wondering is there an exercise that gets rid of love handles? and also a good exercise to rid myself of my man bossoms, they have already started to shrink but not as fast as i would like, in b4 surgery

Bench, Deadlift, Squats.

I dont want to hear about how your back is weak or your knees are injured from *insert highschool sport here*

Deadlifts and Squats will not hurt you, dont be a pussy.

Bench is good, but if you dont work your back youll pull your shoulders foward and it will look funny and be bad for you joints.
