Hey /fit/.I'm a pretty skinny guy (Not freakishly skinny tough) so I've been exercising but I hate the gym. I only really like to swim. So my question is how much can I bulk up just by swimming say two hours a day.Eating properly of course.Pic not related
you need to eat a rich protein diet and weightlift. Swimming is great cardio, that will get you toned, not bulked.
