What do I do if there ain't any sports, and I don't have a car to go to the YMCA or anything? I need to bulk up, but I don't have any idea as to what I should do...Pic unrelated... the cat will kill you.
buy weights? use oddball weighted objects (jugs of water, then the same jugs filled with sand)?it's not really hard to make some home-made weights... if you're on a budget, if you're not go buy some with a friend who CAN drive.
If you can't buy weights try doing excerises that use your body weight. Excerises Like wall push ups, pulls-up, Single leg squats. For raw stregth try doing some Isometric excerises.
get a pair of 20 and 30 lbs dumbbells.
