Skinny fag here.Gaining weight by eating healthy. Is it possible? I want to eat more, but not get fat.Currently I'm eating lots and lots of more whole wheat bread for starters. Is this actually any good? What other stuff should I eat to gain some weight?

Don't eat a whole bunch of bread, wrong way to go about it.Try oats, lots of fresh produce and poultry. Poultry is high in protein but very lean.
Totally possible. Whole grains actually have quite a few calories. Peanut Butter. Nuts/seeds are great (high calories for a relatively small amount). Healthy protein is the best choice... get a turkey. Yogurt or cottage cheese. Lots and lots of eggs.

You need a lot of protein, but you also need a caloric surplus. Get some heatlhy fats in your diet to fix that out.
