Jogging question Anonymous
dear /fit/, I have a problem with my jogging routine I am trying to get going.

I'm not out of shape but It seems I have a hard time jogging more than a half mile at a time without catching my breath. My legs can take it, I usually bike for up to 10 miles before I even feel a burn. For some reason I just cant keep up with jogging however.

How can I improve my stamina so I can start running, I love to run!

Run more. AND SQUATZ.

Run slower. Seriously. Figure out the right pace so you're breathing heavily but not getting completely out of breath. You might have to slow down a fuckton, but it's worth it. Ideally you want to be forced to stop running because your muscles are tired rather than because you're out of breath.
