for example a day of eating for me is
Breakfast: Oats & Skim milk. 2-3 whole hardboiled eggs
Lunch: 1 of these Chicken, Beef(98-99% fat free), turkey breast(98-99% fat free), tuna out of the can.
Also some sort of veggie
dinner: Fatty protein like salmon or steak but I only have salmon once or twice a week and same with steak, so alot of the time it's just the same thing as lunch.
same as lunch I'll have something like a sweet potato or and always some fiber(greens)
Lima beans, sweet peas, broccolli, carrots, Green beans, lettuce
also make sure to get enough fats if I'm not getting them from my main meal, I use alot of flax oil and extra virgin olive oil, and get fats from unsalted nuts too
pre-bed i have lowfat cottage cheese
rinse repeat been doing this every day
ALSO A FUCKTON OF WATER AEUAUEUEUE
