Very often, starting a few months back, and almost regardless of how much sleep I got the night before, I get tired. At around

16:00 on the spot I get tired enough to justify lying down in the bed and closing my eyes. Then, for about two hours, I'll drift in and out of sleep, dreams starting immediately and quite often sleep paralysis and twitching appears. I wake with around a 20-30 minute interval (feels longer though) disoriented, check the time and then fall back asleep. This continues for roughly two hours and then I'll just wake up, feeling slightly tired (but not as tired as I was before the sleeping episodes) and I'll go on normally until normal sleeping time (ranging from 01:00am to 04:00am).

What is wrong with me? Is it psychological or physical?

diabetes maybe? have you tasted/ smelled your urine recently? if so did it taste/smell sweet?

No, I haven't tasted or smelled my urine. But I'm not suffering from excessive urination and/or thirst and my vision isn't blurred so I don't think it's diabetes.

you might have sleep apnea and thats why your waking up and still feeling tired
