Hola /fit/.
I'm 6'0'', and for the past week or so my weight has not been even remotely stable, and any given day I might've possibly gained or lost 5 pounds, (EG one day 150, next day 145, next day 150, next day 145 and then 140). My dietary habits have been pretty much constant though. What's going on?

Also I realize even 150 is underweight at my height, but I have absolutely no muscle at all, so any weight gain would be nothing but fat which I really don't want- I'm too lazy to exercise.

You can have a pretty ridiculous amount of poop in your colon and intestines at any given time. You're also probably gaining and losing a bit of water weight.

tl;dr weigh yourself once a week around the same time each day. Preferably before you eat.

I was figuring that; can it really accommodate for a 10 pound difference in the span of two days?

You probably retain A LOT of water weight. I don't know what I'm talking about so don't listen to me.

I've been told that you can have up to 5 lbs or so of shit inside you at any given time. 10 lbs in two days sounds very excessive though. Are you measuring yourself on the same scale? Are you wearing different clothes when you measure yourself?
