>Frank Yang - 58 Inch Box Squat Jump
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aB5E8Z4aGMY

Anyone know the specifics to Frank Yang's training regimen? I'm searching around on google as we speak, and I've found that he does a lot of speed, plyometrics, and sprint work, in addition to lifting heavy ass weights. I'm already on a strength program, but for future reference I'd like to know how he (or anyone else for that matter) does that kind of training.

TL;dr - What is Frank Yang's training program, I want to jump higher and be explosive like him.

Got it, but I'm looking more for direction and programming help. Like how many sets, reps, what days, and how he did it or who he learned it from and such.

OP here, excellent work Anon, they got exactly what I was looking for. I've been trying to track down what FY did, and I ended up finding the guy that helped him out. His name is Eric Cressey, he's got some great articles on T-nation and his website.

http://www.ericcressey.com/articles.html (some of the links are broken)

Not trying to sell anything, as I just read up on Cressey for the past 30 minutes, but this is what FY had to say about him:

“After reading several of Eric’s insightful articles, I contacted him via email to see if he could design a program that would make me stronger, faster, and more explosive. I have trained under Eric’s programming for three months, and I have not only become stronger on all of my lifts – including approximately 70 pounds on my squat – but I’ve also gained four inches on my vertical jump. I recently “threw it down” for the first time at a height of 5-8 to fulfill my long-time dream of dunking a basketball. In working with Eric, I have also developed a new understanding of flexibility and mobility work and the importance of dynamic flexibility and recovery/regeneration sessions that were absent from my old training programs. Eric is not only very knowledgeable in just about everything within the field, but he also truly cares for the health and well-being of his clients. With the new knowledge I obtained while training with Eric, there is no doubt in my mind that I will continue to grow as an athlete and get healthier at the same time.”
