Hey, /fit/. I've got a conundrum here. I want advice on what I can do to still remain active and hopefully retain SOME muscle mass with the following fuck-ups.
- A left groin injury where it hurts like shit to do any leg work-outs like squats, lunges, or leg press. Note: also many standing yoga poses feel like it's tearing it more.
-Next, a mild to mildly high inflammation of tendinitis in my right elbow. Pretty much makes things like pull-ups and bench-presses void for right now.
I'm told it might be a couple of weeks, more or less, for these issues to go away. I'm still doing cardio like I did before (3 times a week), but already I'm feeling like I'm not being active enough. It sucks to just sit at home for long periods of time with only work as a break-up for that.
Any relevant suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
