Sup /fit/. Im an ex-powerlifter who blew out his back and was in the hospital for 3 months. In that time all my muscle turned to fat and now i need to get rid of it. Problem is ive never had to do a cardio program since powerlifting is eat as much as you can and lift a Chevy above your head for hours. I cant really do lifting anymore so i come to you for advice on how to drop down. As it is right now im 6'3 300 pounds (was benching 490 before ma back)I already know to stay away from soda and crap. I never touched it to begin with.
