1. you have care or it's not gonna happen. But since you bothered to post, you must care somewhat, right?
2. organize your day somewhat. Have expectations of things that you do every day. First, you've got to convince yourself that you're somebody who exercises. It's what you do. Then you say, "I exercise at 5pm every day" or "after lunch" or whatever. Be specific.
Set expectations & then goals to meet them. Basic psychology stuff.
