hey all,new to /fit/ and I could do with some advice.Ive got a figure like the pic, maybe even a touch heavier and Ive just got my gym membership. The instructors at the gym are cool and offer advice but I feel it may be a bit watered down to avoid any injuries/lawsuits or prolong people spending in there. maybe Im wrong. I wanna hit it hard, but not annihilate myself as I still have to go to work everyday.I want to just improve cardio and fat loss, muscle building can come later if at all.What excercises / machines do you reccomend?Im feeling to hit the cross trainer, cycle and rowing machine. cycle mainly cos treadmill really bores me.please excuse my ignorance and newfagness, any advice would be a right touch, Cheers
