i do very simple work outs at home, but i do them frequently.

lately i feel like i've hit a wall and i've always heard that you need to change up your work out from time to time.
so my question is what are some good exercises to do with free weights?

Figure out different muscle groups and make sure youre doing the opposing muscles.

ie: Bench Press for pecs, and then various rowing style motions to get the back (i dont know the exact term).

I'd say its also good to up the weight of an exercise if you start getting too comfortable w/it, also keep in mind whether you want to do high rep/lower weight or lower rep/higher weight for whatever type of muscle growth youre after.

With free weights? Flies are good, both shoulder and chest variant.

Shoulder Fly/Lateral Raise: Standing, hold weights appropriate for your ability at your sides, arms straight or a little bent. Raise your arms outward, keepin' 'em straight, to around the height of your shoulders, then bring 'em back down to your sides. Repeat as desired.

Chest Fly: Lie down cruciform, like Jesus, appropriate weights in your hands. Keep your arms straight, and bring the weights together over your chest. Put 'em back. Repeat as desired.
