1-5 Reps Emphasis on muscle strengh, then size 6-10 Reps Emphasis on size, then strengh and at the last point endurence. 11-15 Reps Emphasis on endurence, then about the same for strengh and size. 16-30 Reps Endurence and a bit of strengh, no size gain. 31-100 Reps Endurence and Cardio, no strengh or size gains.
