So I've recently come across a problem in running.

I normally run 8:30 pace, whether I run 4 or 10 miles. Been doing interval training twice a week recently and now I'm running 7:30 pace. Problem is, I can only keep that up for 2 miles and then I slow down BIG TIME.

Today I ran 2 miles in 15 minutes, then finished the last two in 22 minutes I was so exhausted.

One of those fancy GPS watches are out of the question at the moment, and I'll I can use to time myself really is my ipod which I check every 2 miles to see how I'm doin.

i dont actually see the problem...
its like saying "guys i started benching, i bench 50 lbs 5 times, now i bench 100 but only once"
just keep running, altho you can try running with weights

Nothing you can do but work on endurance training.

Should I start making myself run slow and start upping it past 10 miles to get more endurance?
