Dear /fit/, I have made a decision. I am pretty out of shape, and overweight. Oh well, I guess it's what all of us are here for. But I'm a Junior in High School, approaching Senior. I tried working out last summer and lost about 15 lbs before going on a fucking vacation, then I stopped. All I did was run and do sit ups and not eat as much.My jogging pants were a little loose to begin with then, but now they are really loose, so I guess it's good. But I plan on running, weight lifting, sit ups, and no school food. I already just drink water. Any other things to help me along the way? What vitamins to purchase and good diet choices.Pic obviously not related.
