Posted this question on /b/ awhile ago, and obviously did not get the most serious answers. What is better for building chest muscle and burning fat, Swimming, Running or Biking.

think about it.. which one uses arms the most..
when you run you use your legs, when you cycle, again you use your legs..

If you can bike/run while doing military presses, that's much better for your chest muscles.

the best would be running for burning fat, but u can mix pushups and running for nice chestmuscles :)

fat cannot be reduced in one spot.
You can only lower your overall bodyfat %.
For burning fat, all of these disciplines are very good.
For building leg muscles, run or bike.
For upper body muscles, swim.
