If you're one of those strung out nerds who is always up on caffine, and raging at everything (subtle observation), then I'm not going to tell you to try and align your chakras or some shit, just count your breaths. Shit works. Don't think about anything, just count your breaths.

Or fap, both work.

Also, your body will only go to sleep if you are cooling down, so make sure you're not too hot.

Listen to this anon. In college, I used to have to pull all-nighter's and couldn't sleep for the next few days. I figured out at some point that if I just stayed up the following night as well, I'd pass out on night 3 (in other words, pull an all nighter on night 1, stay up on night 2 as well, pass out on night 3).

Works like a charm. In your instance, I would say that the night following when you had only four hours sleep (night 2), stay up. Play a game, workout, do something. DO NOT READ OR WATCH A MOVIE! You will fall asleep, I guarantee it. The next night, you will be knocked out for a full 8 to 10 hours.

I would suggest doing this on an off day (if you don't have to work or go to class), because you will be TIRED.

Fuck I have the same problem as you OP. My body has just hated sleep the last month or so. Fapping doesn't make me tired so that's really not an option. I've tried the staying up multiple nights to make myself pass out during the night, but it still doesn't work, I wake up during the early morning. It sucks even more now because I've gotten sick but even when I take medicine TO KNOCK ME OUT, I will still wake up at a stupid hour. It's really driving me insane.
