Hey, /fit/Alright, I am wondering about exercising. I've been doing Rippetoe's for almost a year now and I've seen some great gains in mass and the big lifts. I went from being about 185, to 135, then back up to 185, then down to 150, then up to 200, and down to 175. I think I am a mesomorph, because I have a huge appetite and I gain muscle mass incredibly easily (more easily than I thought, at least).Only problem is, I'm not very bodybuilder-like... more like a fridge.I know eventually you MUST do isolation exercises to become cut and diesel like a bodybuilder.So, I was thinking something like this:5 times a week.2 hours each day.1 hour, one bodypart1 hour, another bodypartIt would be like so, for example.Monday:1 hour of bicepsComment too long. What's your bodyfat% (estimated)?
>>333676Right now? Maybe between 8% and 10%. My abs are visible, but I still have some rolls and they are not super-cut like a bodybuilder. Perhaps my BF% is a bit lower than that, I'm not sure.
