okay /fit/ I've decided to start gaining weight through weight training, For the moment im underweight for my height, but the problem is I dont really have time for diets and stuff, it would be extremly hard for me to go on a mass gain diet because of school, travel time from and to school etc.

But I do wanna gain weight cause ive been adviced to do so, but also some healthy weight not just fat, advice would be much appriciated /fit/.
