Ok. i want to lose weight, and gain upper body strength, but i dont have the money for a gym member

im 5'11'', and 220lbs.
Body mass Index is 30.7, meaning im way overweight.

I eat maybe twice a day, but usually right before bed... which i know i have to stop... im just saying my problem isnt overeating so much as UnderMoving.

I have basically No upper body strength, so heres what im asking.... Im thinking ill try and lose weight and incease upper body strength at the same time.

How many of what exercises should i do at what frequency. And how fast should i increase the amount of them i do?

whats best for weightloss& upper body?
should i run also for the weightloss? i figure i need to drop 20lbs? and should i change my diet alot or is that just bullshit and i wont really need to.

i know nothing about fitness.
