I keep hearing things about the triceps being bigger than the biceps, one, and two, that they take up 2/3 of the mass of the arm and therefore are the major contributor in increasing arm size.
I've seen no evidence to support this. Triceps always look smaller than the biceps. Is there any evidence to the contrary?

I'm not a jock lol, I do BOTH exercises equally. My biceps just advances a lot faster and my triceps have been stuck on the same weight for a while.
