/fit/'s thought on these? I personally think they're fucking amazing, I do 100-200 a set and it's one of the few exercises I feel FAST.

>>199757Its a combination between the two. Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy comes usually around 5-7 reps of 85% max. 3-5 @ 90-95% is for strength, and 8-12 at 70-75% is for endurance.
