Hey /fit/, after my work outs i feel pretty hungry, keep in mind i finish at 8:30 or so, should I not eat and just eat oatmeal in the morning, what should I do?

Your body absorbs protein the best within 30 minutes of a workout, within an hour is also good.

Have some kind of protein-filled snack right after your workout (protein shake, canned fish, etc). Should satisfy your hunger enough to have a good sleep.

Never starve yourself. I always eat every 2-3 hours, no matter what time it is. If I'm awake, I need to eat. And post-work out meals are the most important meals you can ever eat.

Also, are you trying to pack on muscle? If so then you need to be eating a shit ton of food. CLEAN, HEALTHY FOOD. It's not very calorie dense, hence the massive eating in a vain attempt to jack up your calorie quota. You should never feel hungry, EVER. Hell, some people set their alarm to wake up in the middle of the night just to eat and go back to sleep to give their body more nutrition.
