Hey guys. Right now everyday I eat organic oatmeal, vegetable soup, fruits, and a sandwich on wheat with turkey and mustard. What do you think of this diet?

Well I've done a few sessions of cardio but I'm not sure how much calories or what to eat. You think my diet is ok so far? If so I'll start lifting weights.
