Hey /fit/, Same breakfast underagefag from last night.

My thread got 404'd before I got a chance to see it.
Too many Carbs?
What should I drop?
What should I add?

Also, Stats;
Male
15 (I'll promptly GTFO after any help)
5'11
176 pounds (Skinnyfat, no idea of if I should bulk, or cut the fat I have now)
