Whats the best #of reps for losing wieght and gaining muscle at the saem time. At the moment I do either cardio or HIIT 5-6 times a week, but I hurt my knee diving for a ball in baseball, so I do the ellipcal machines(I think thats what tehy are called)
So anyways for reps a do 10,10,8,6(trying to incress the weight each time, but for bench I do 5x5

You CAN lose fat and gain muscle at the same time though, however it goes a lot slower for both at once than doing them separately.

correct, however to maintain the muscles you'll need to eat normally and if you were looking to drop weight as quickly as possible, you'd have to eat poorly and I wouldn't recommend it.

Just workout, eat normal and watch it come off slowly.
