mmmm sugarwater with a twist.

Most people don't know shit about health. The company that makes it says it's healthy, so people assume that it is.

LOOK IT SAYS VITAMIN AND WATER

THEY BOTH ARE GOOD FOR ME SO THIS MUST BE TWICE AS GOOD
>> Anonymous
So what would you suggest as an alternative, besides water????huh????HUH???
>> Anonymous

I drink one in the morning with breakfast. then no other liquids besides water for the rest of the day.

and an awesome alternative to vitamin water would be SMART WATER. awesome shit is awesome.

You must be smarter than us because you drink Smartwater, therefore I will blindly follow this because you're smarter than I.

i just like it because it tastes awesome. fiji water is good too, but it still doesn't taste as good as smart water

most people also don't get enough vitamins in the food they eat, or even from multivitamins.

and vitamin water is still better for you than soda. sure it has a lot of sugar in it, but it's still void of any high fructose corn syrup or fake sugars.

if kids start thinking its 'hip' to drink vitamin water over mountain dew then glaceau is doing something right.

Yep.

But it would be even better if everyone ditched the flavored drinks and went back to plain water.

Though Americans still go for taste over health.

It comes in colors and everybody else is doing it. Besides, everyone knows that tap water you put in a bottle is healthier than tap water you put in a glass.

It's shit but at least it's not plain water. Drinking bottled water out of preference is plain retarded.

I have some Gatorade Frost, nothing special about it just pretty colors with 36 grams of sugar

I'm comparing the nutrition facts of a bottle of vitamin water with some 100% orange juice and for an 8oz serving the vitamin water has less sugar, fewer calories and a wider variety of vitamins. If orange juice is considered healthy, then why isn't this?

Good point. I don't see why people can't just take a multivitamin though.

It's alright if your jogging. I like one if I'm going to run for more than 40 minutes, mostly because my blood sugar starts to get pretty low and I know i'll be ravenous when I get off the treadmill if I don't have it.

Vitamin water, multivitamins, etc are no real replacement for balanced diets and good eating habits. Yep, there's no shortcut, sorry guys.

Here is a good guide for eating:
