The thing that will help the most and work the quickest is 1- stop eating candy n shit completely 2- no cokes.. 3- no greasy food; gotta say fuck french fries 4- drink water often.
youll notice quick after that. watch your calorie intake as well.. I dont know much about health but I try to use my better judgment.
