How's this for a small exercise regimen.
I do pull ups through out the day, in 5 or 6 reps per set.
then I also do squats throughout the day in a similar fashion.

good for building endurance in legs, and arms.

you're probably gonna have to add some resistance if you want to build real muscle.

very few things?

pushing a car in neutral
throwing a spare tire for distance
a handstand pushup
squatting while holding a big bag of dry dog food over your head
sprinting up a hill
pullups while holding something heavy between ur legs (or in a backpack)
