Hey /fit/.I'm in pretty good shape right now, nearing my peak. However, I've got problems with my work schedule.I work the night shift at a tech support call center. My day starts at night and ends in the morning. Here's a rundown of my schedule to give you guys an idea:I work from 10PM to 8AM the next day. I go to the gym to lift weights/do cardio AFTER work so I'm either really tired, lack sleep or hungry.The problem is, I have a 2 hour commute to the gym/workplace so I have no other choice to do both in one go. I know this is seriously affecting the way I lift (meaning I could do better with good rest).Any suggestions? And anyone having the same problem?God, I hate my job.

Try to find a gym closer to your work. Unless it is in the ghetto.
