anyone notice how mendhi changed the beginner stronglifts 5x5 program?he got rid of bent over rows and dips and substituted them with inverted rows and push ups. in addition he added a couple more core exercises.should i switch to this program or keep doing the original stronglifts thats ive been doing for the past month?
Fuck stronglifts. I just made up my own routine and it works fine.
