What are some good exercises to burn off belly flab? All I really have to work with is a weight bench.

I've been >100kg, and 80 now for ages. Genetics have a bit to do with it, how fats distributed, how much u burn etc. But for most fat people it's just because they sit on the couch and don't burn more calories than they shove in their fat faces.

I've been overweight, I've got no sympathy for people who don't do shit about it and bitch about people being 'fatist' because they can't get their shit together. I was a fat lazy cunt, surely they can admit it to.

Activity level is one of the single largest factors that play in determining your metabolism. They need to stop using "MY METABOLISM IS TOO SLOW DURR" as an excuse as if it's this magical unlucky number they got when they were born.
