So /fit/, what are some of you favorite (non supplement) sources of protein?

I try to have at least 2 hardboiled eggs a day, (organic, farm raised, etc.. highest omega-3 content...)

then i either make a nice thick meat sauce with some sausage, either put it with pasta or make a sandwich.

and theres this chocolate milk stuff i've been drinking that has 42g of whey protein per bottle apparently? it tastes heavenly...

all this with a pretty mild routine... thoughts?

For snacks I eat alot of Cheese and Almonds, For meals it usaully eggs and chicken breasts (seasoned of course).
I also splurge on gyros when I can that stuff i great

When I go shopping I buy dozens of the small sized cans of tuna fish. For a snack, at least once a day I eat a small can. That gives me about ~27g of protein and I can eat it in like 2 or 3 fork fulls.

I am also a fan of drinking a quick glass of milk. Sure there are bad aspects to it, but it tastes good and has protein (and is relatively cheap, considering).
