I have a fast metabolism, I currently weigh about 100-110 and want to put on about 15-20lb more, Im 21, about 5,9. How can I put more weight on and keep it?

inb4 'eat more', I eat a lot but it doesnt give me any weight.

I was about your weight 6 months ago, I started going to the gym two or three times a week, exercising three muscle groups per session. This took about 2 hours per day. Make sure you leave a day in between each workout and have the protein shake after the workout.

I did this for 6 months and I have gained 15lbs of what i hope is muscle mass. I have a fast metabolism like you, nothing I eat stays on me. Good luck.

I too am cursed with a ridiculous metabolism anon, but you must persevere! I started at a similar point to you about a month and a half ago at 6,1 105 lb, now I'm at 115 less than two months later.

EAT, and I don't just mean take liberties, I mean go crazy, gorge on good food and lift

fast metabolism is just an excuse skinny people use. Skinny people are skinny because they aren't good at eating, fat people are fat being they're fucking good at eating. OP you're not eating "alot", you're probably eating one or two huge fatty sugary meal a day which keep you full and you think "fuck i eat a lot", when in fact you're not really consuming many calories.

Consume more calories than you expend in a day and you WILL gain weight unless you have something wrong with you. stop being a pussy, you're not eating enough..
