Hi, /fit/ people (you guys need a name)

5'8", 170 lb. or so Fat fuck. Don't want to be a fat fuck, because being ugly and looking about three years younger than I am is enough, thank you very much (19).

I wake up between 2 and 4:00 PM. It's icy as fuck out here from about September to July so I can't run. I get a meal around 7, usually whatever my roommates cooked or a meal at a restaurant/fast food place, an apple or something around midnight, and then a bowl of chicken soup an hour or two before bed.

What can I do to get in shape? I don't want muscle, just not fat.

Also, lol wii pajamas.

Some of us are night shift workers, and have no choice but to sleep sunrise to sunset.

Occasionally I mess up my schedule and get a little more sleepy than usual, but I've yet to notice any ill effects on my body.
