Question. Do I go on my run before breakfast and do HIIT at night or do it after breakfast (my run). OR do I do HIIT(before or after breakfast?) in the morning and go running at night.

Tom Venuto said recommends giving yourself an hours rest before eating after HIIT, so if you wont have time in the morning to wait around, eat your breakfast and wait 30 mins incase you manage to throw it up.

Its down to preference, but personally i suggest doing HIIT in the morning as it increases your metabolism all day, and your body burns enough while you are sleeping anyway.

It doesn't matter when you fucking do it, as long as you do it. You aren't a professional athlete, don't need to put so much concern on when you workout.

HIIT doesn't have any kind of magical effect that keeps your metabolism running high all day. No exercise does. It's a valid form of cardio, but please learn to sift the bullshit from the truth.
