Okay, now you got me kinda worried. Either this BMR thing is bullshit, or I need to consult an endocrinologist pronto. Because according to the Harris Benedict Equation I googled up, I need 2756 cals to maintain my weight. For the last three months I've been keeping my daily intake below 2400 cals AND exercising, and my weight hasn't changed at all. Maybe I'm sick or something?
