>>459303 i had to see several urologists, not everyone is comfortable doing the surgery in the first place. There are 2 methods; carving out several vertical elipses on the side of the shaft, or creating horizontal incisions on the side of the shaft that will close up horizontally with stiches.
the incision method is better, theres less chance for nerve damage... and apparently that risk is negligible. less than 24 hours after the operation, Im in no pain whatsoever; the only downside was nausea after the anesthesia.
there aren't really any downsides to the procedure, and Im not sure about the cost, my incredible health insurance covered it. (probably atleast 10k)
I have before pictures, but basically it's a 'nice looking' 6.5-7.5 (depending how you measure) dick with a very uniform curve to the left, with the tangent line at the tip creating 45 degrees with the base.
if you have upward or downward curvature, it's much more difficult to correct (and requires other types of procedure). Side curvature is supposed to be relatively straightforward and easy to do.... the nerves in your dick all run down the top of your penis.
