sup /fit/ first time posting here. So i was about 400 lbs and dropped down to 295. Im having trouble tho, i couldnt see to get below 295. I run about 4 miles a day but i just seem to be stuck. Ive been drifting between 295/315 from binging ect. Not quite sure how to get over this, i want to lose my last 100lbs but its hard. more of a mental thing im just not sure what to do. any tips?

If, at the current diet and cardio level, you're not losing weight, increase your cardio level.

Try tacking on a half mile every day until you reach 15 miles a day.

Velocity diet, then anabolic diet.

A few things.
1. Your body has gotten use to that level of exercise and has found a way to do it with less effort on your part. You are now more aerobically fit but you won't lose anymore weight. doing the same things.
2. You do not seem to do any weight training. Adding extra muscle to your body will increase your ability to burn calories overall.
Instead of doing only the same aerobic exercise routine. You should try upping your intensity level while doing your aerobics. .
You should try some muscle building exercise..
