Diet I have been working quite a bit on, I haven't put the numbers down on what I get daily, but I've cut out as much fast food as I can (I live on my own, though not an excuse), and have cut back on sodas. I don't desire to be muscular or anything, I'd just like to casually drop back into the 170-180 range, I kind of did overstate. However if I need to go for a jog more often than what I originally intended, so be it. I also didn't/don't expect this to happen overnight or even in the next month or so, I was thinking 3-5 months would be preferable. I'm a student in computer programming, however and quite frankly, maybe a jog is more of what I need, provided I can find the time.
