Soy protein digests slowly, compared to egg or whey. I think casein is the only thing it digests fater than. Soy has recently been linked to a decreased sperm count. Soy also contains estrogen-like chemicals, but nobody can say for sure if that means anything bad for men. I know a guy who eats sesame tofu every goddamn day of his life, and he's got huge bicycler's legs, and is always dating an exotic dancer in whatever city he lives in. Soy hype has been spiraling out of control for decades, not the least of which is the "Soy prevents breast cancer vs. Soy causes breast cancer" debate.
tl;dr I wouldn't worry about it.
