gonna lose weight Anonymous
I'm 5'3 tall and weight 120lb and I want to get down to 105lb.
I have started training and I to gymnastics two times a week, swimming once a week and go to the gym 2 times a week for 2 hours each, and I have begun to eat healthy.
can I reach my goal in like 2 months?

I doubt it. It's a lot harder to lose weight when you're around a proper amount.

They say 2lbs a week is "healthy" or typical or whatever. 2 months = 8 weeks = 16lbs in 2 months. So yeah, with hard work it's possible, but as (>>433061) said 105 is quite low.

At your weight it's better to focus on muscle tone, do crunches. You're weight will stay the same and or get higher because muscle weights more then fat, but a toned stomach is hot, anorexia is not.
