SAT/SUN off
Meal 1 - 4 eggs, scrambled, 1 piece of whole wheat toast
Meal 2 - PWO protein shake mixed with milk/few slices of deli meat
Meal 3 - after working out, 2 chicken breasts/piece of fruit/brown rice
Meal 4 - Milk/Blueberries/ 2 Cheese sticks
Meal 5 - which is usually dinner, anything my family is having that night
Meal 6 - before bed, cottage cheese
comes out to be I think 3000-3300 calories usually, I eat alot of protein, I keep sugars low and carbs at medium
its all in the diet, well atleast 75% of it is.
