Pushups, Diamond-Pushups, Wide-grip Pushups, Crunches, Legs-in-Air Crunches, One-leg-on-one-knee-and-push-the-opposite-elbow-to-suspended-leg's-knee Bodybuilders (or "Burpees"), Jumping Jacks, Jumprope, Crunches, Lay down and do Flutterkicks, Butterflykicks, (this one's brutal at first) Lay down flat and extend your legs and spell out the Upper-Case Alphabet with your feet in the air (or your favorite long sentences, like "MY PARENTS ARE NAZI PSYCHO BITCHES"),
Or even better, if you're underaged just go to the gym at your school before-school / during-free-time / after-school. Or the track.
And look up chow that's good for you, and humbly request some of those items from your horribly-controlling parentals.
All-in-all though, even though you have loyalties to your family to a zealous extreme (or are/were extremely beaten as a child), you gotta realize that by coming here and saying "family does not support lifting... no choice in what i eat..." that you appear to have no control whatsoever of your life, when in fact EVERYONE has control of their life yet makes illusions to take the control out of their own hands. If you REALLY REALLY wanted to get in-shape, you'd either secretly lift and work-out and eat right, or you'd go the extreme and if your family won't help you with it, you'd get a part-time job to GD PAY for the healthy food and weights if you're family is so insistent on not helping you with your fitness goal.
