Even after eating shit tons of whole wheat bread and other shit that should supposedly I am still hungry. How do I make myself less hungry? I mean, I remember when I was younger if I ate too much the thought of eating made me nauseous. I never get that feeling anymore. What's wrong with me? I want to fix this so dieting will be easier.

your stomach is bigger

eat less, man up and handle it, your stomach will shrink and you'll need less food to be full

as>>149669said just stop eating so much. I have been on a diet for 3 months now and when my family has a weekend meal I cannot eat 1/2 of what I used to be able to shovel down. It sucks for the first week or so, but your stomach adapts quick and you stop eating as much at one sitting. However if you are working out regularly and eating 4-6 small meals a day you will get hungry much more often. I cannot go for more then 5 hours without eating anything. I once went 8 hours in the middle of the day because I forgot to bring a lunch and it was torture to make it home and get some decent food.
