hey /fit/ iv got bird legs,my upper body is ok,but i want to mke my legs stronger.the problem is,my knees pop everytime i bend them to far.should i do exercises anyway and hope it doesnt screw me later,or is there a way to make them stronger without bending too much?

its the joints popping,i jumped off of too much shit when i was younger i think,trees,houses ect.used to have ausegood slaughter but i doubt that matters or that i spelled it right.

if there's no pain, then there's no problem. my knee make a clicking sound all the time, but strength and flexibility are not a problem.

yea i agree for now,but im wondering about later ya know? im assuming it bones and such grinding in a way they shouldnt and dont want my knees to fail.my left ones already starting to mess up.shit im only 20.

My hips make a loud popping noise when I make certain movements, and I can actually feel something move when it happens. Hasn't stopped me though, I advise to work through it.

For strong legs, go for squats and squat variations, deadlifts, sprints, cleans, and leaps.
