I've never posted here before, but it seems like the right place to go. I need some exercises to burn fat off of thighs. I don't really have any weights except a 15 lb (I think) Curl bar with two- 10 lb weights.

You can't spot reduce, you can eat healthier, get your metabolism going by eating six meals a day, and do a routine of body-weight exercises.

Don't run excessively if you're very obese, though. I've had a couple of friends do this, and while they did get results, a coupl eo fthem fucked up their knees.

I'm not obese. I'm not even that fat. I'm a little overweight, 26 on BMI. It's just I wanted to lose the excess fat on my thighs.
