Steroids Anom a nom nom
Dear /fit/, how bad are steroids really?

I'm highly considering taking them, I'm 17 about 140, 6"1.

I would take them for only a month, what are some side effects that would happen?

If you are 17 then you are not ready for steroids. You simply don't just "do" steroids and steroids alone for a month anyway. If you do them now you will simply be reducing your genitals and the amount of testosterone you produce for a long time, so simply doing steroids for a month will harm you more than help you gain mass.

I am also 17 and 140 although I'm 2 inches shorter

Have considered Steroids as well

What benefits does HGH have that Steroids don't? If anything the side effects seem less controllable

lol you skinny faggots won't gain anything from steroids. True Life "i'm on steroids" showed 3 guys taking steroids, an mma fighter, a body builder and some gay guy (no really, a random gay guy who just wanted to look better) and the only one who actually gained muscle from them was the body builder who was already eating perfectly and going to the gym 5-6 hours a day.

your body won't just make muscle from nothing, if you don't have the resources in the form of extra calories and protein for your body to use on making muscle, it can't. chances are if you're already doing that, you wouldn't be looking for steroids already becuase you'd be seeing results. but what the fuck, take all the roids you want, inject them straight into your eyeball for all i care.

Everyone's busy picking on you, but here's the basic info:

It wont do anything to help you, yet.
Once you've got your diet 100% spot on (hint: at your weight, you clearly don't)
Got the perfect split (will be 3\4 day for many months, maybe years, before steroids should be considered)
Done everything to break plateau

Then, and only then, are you ready to start steroid use, too early and you'll limit yourself.

for now, just eat more.

Steroids at 17 = fail

Steroids at any point in life = also fail

At this points you're testosterone levels are already through the roof that pheromones and crap will only screw things up.

Here:

1- Ditch the spoon and get a shovel, son. I'm talking 3500-4000 quality calories a day. Lean meats, oats, sweet potatoes, oats, protein shakes, and oats. Did I mention oats?

2- Find a good trainer so that you can start out with proper form. Read: FORM >>>>> QUANTITY. NAIL PROPER TECHNIQUE FIRST. Unless you feel like injuring yourself or putting yourself out of commission for good doing a squat all wrong. 4 times a week should be enough.

3- Sleep, sleep, sleep. Don't skip on sleep. At least 8-9 hours a day, minimum.

4- Don't skip your meals. Your body will be building new mass, and it will need energy 24/7. Set up your meals so that they're 2-3 hours apart, no less. Ask your trainer.

5- Profit.
