For those that lift heavy weights alot. if you ever sore erector muscles/do that twist thing to crack your back etc.

this is MY routine, that i find makes my back feel WONDERFUL. it does the following:

Improves soft tissue quality
Improves strength
Improves mobility
Improves recovery
Eases pain.

it takes 5 minutes.
