after tough workouts (cardio, weights) i notice that my body starts shaking/twitching a bit for the next couple of hours. is this normal?

Yeah, just sounds like your body being exhausted/recovering. Enjoy having good signs showing you've done enough exercise for the day!

Its called low glycemic index. Eat more slow-release carbs before you work out.

i ditto this. but I only get a for minutes and even just seconds at a time, nothing that's measurable in hours. i suspect that Anon mentioning food is on to something.
