Hey /fit/
I'm trying to get in shape within the next 4 months. Not fat... just a bit flabby.
I'm a girl so I'm not trying to gain Xbox HUEG muscles.

What are some good exercises I can do at home? I currently have access to a stationary bike and some small hand weights.
I've been thinking about doing some ghetto shit like using a Shovelglove, hula hoop, jump rope, etc. Good idea y/n?

probably wouldn't happen even if you wanted to get xboxhuege.

Bodyweight exercise, Jump rope, aerobics, pilates what ever you like.

I suggest you find someone doing the same thing so you can work with them. Some one to poke fun and push you.
If you have the bike at home and aren't using it I say you have a motivation problem.
