I don't really like it, I really dislike the squatting and benching, and olympic lifting on the same day, but whatever.
Olympic lifting is really, really good for you, basically the best thing you can do, especially for athletes. The problem is that learning the form is difficult, especially without someone there to show you how to do it properly.
I mean, if you know someone who olympic lifts, and they do it well, by all means do em, I'm just sayin'
