Dear /fit/,

I need your advice. I need to have an extremely low body fat percentile and fast. I'm 18, 180-190 pounds, and have about an inch of fat around my midsection. I have a membership to a gym, but don't use it.

Now /fit/, here are my questions.

1. What exorcises do you recommend for rapid fat loss?

2. What should I eliminate from my diet?

3. What should I add in to my diet?

4. (and perhaps the most important question yet) How do I become, and stay, motivated to loose the weight?

HIIT, Tabata intervals are good. Also weight lifting, mussel burns calories. Stronglifts 5x5 is a good program if you have access to the equipment.

Fast food, fatty meat, excess bread and other highly processed carbs, and soda. More info about what you eat would be needed.

Things that have good fats in them, like flax seeds, olive oil, nuts, etc. Fruit and vegetables.

Motivation sorta sucks, it's HABIT that will make a healthy lifestyle. Habit motherfucker, habit.

For the working out part:
Light weight lifting burns fat and makes you more lean
Running, alot. I was around 190 all fat my junior year of highschool. By my freshmen year in college I was down to 150 at my lightest. I ran everyday in the heat and humidity wearing underarmour cold gear. Dangerous but it works, just like wrestlers wearing plastic suits in saunas. Unfortunetly I was too light for my sport and had to gain weight. Back to 170 now.

Seriously after a while you get pissed off looking like a fatass.>>249507In my first post I talked of running in the heat, I would also sometimes wear a back pack with 20-30lbs of weight in it, following Green Beret selection training, it sucked but worked.

1. cardiovascular exercises I would recoment you running 3 or 2 times a weak for 1 hour.

2. Nothing really just don't eat fast foods or drink soda, just eat 2,500 calories or so a day.

3.Nothing like I said just avoid the foods I said above.

4.Just think about what you want and you getting there with everytime you do an exercise. And it's a better life style just think about yourself becoming better than other people while you're doing exercises (here's a tip you are becoming better than other people).
