Behind the neck shoulder press or in front of the neck shoulder press, which does /fit/ prefer and why?

Also,

Front squats or back squats?

Front of the neck which rolls to the back while lifting, doing a back shoulder press seems useless.
Squats however both help, weight in the front helps with the posture.

front of the neck shoulder press, seems safer and hits the muscle in a more natural position imo.

Front squats without a rack, back squats to target the hips more.

Weight in front helps with the posture while lifting, or does it help with the posture over all?

front both

but i will do the occasional back squat from time to time but definitely do a lot more front squats, but i'm starting to like goblet squats a lot more. going to have to get myself a heavier KB soon as 70# is getting too light

Ok, that settles it, I have a fairly crappy posture so front squats it is.

Oh, one more question, for front squats.

Whats better? Dumb bells, Baerbells or Kettle bells?

how do you do front squats with dumbbells and kettlebells?

i believe those are called goblet squats, where you how 1 DB or KB at your sternum and squat down

Pick a dumbbell and put it on your shoulder.
Snatch a kettle bell, rest the weight on your shoulder.
