Hey /fit/, skinny cardiofag here, Just a warning, might be common sense, i had no idea. Pretty much i sit cross-legged when i'm behind my PC ( Right knee over my left leg). About a week ago i noticed i couldnt make an "up" movement with my right foot anymore, and my entire ankle/calves felt numb, went to the hospital yesterday after being sent there by my housedoctor. After some hours of testing, and some electrical shocks focussed on that nerve, they diagnosed it severely damaged, and if it doesnt get any better within 6 weeks they will have to operate it. Damnit /fit/, i was training for my first marathon, and now im out of the game, Bawww for me plx. Anyhow, moral of the story, dont sit crosslegged.
