Let's say you've reached your goal in terms of definition and size.

How often will you have to go to the gym just to maintain your appearance?

3 days a week for an hour minimum and you still need to eat well.

Wow, that's easy!

thats about the same as for building muscle, the only difference is you don't add weight

There's a goal that people stop at?

Sounds like pussy speak.

Jokes aside, I'd stick to my 4 day split a week as I do atm, might drop the volume down a bit (take the 5x5 to 5x3 and the 8x3 to 8x2)

Or I'd swap to a power program, and try to get strong as shit.

I'll keep trying to improve while staying natural, which means I wouldn't swell to bodybuilder size but I will continue getting strength gains. And I want to be as strong as humanly possible.

No one ever reaches their goals. You keep going to the gym to work out more and get bigger than you were the week before. No matter how big your pecs or biceps are it's never enough. Trust me, I've been lifting since high school and I'm 24 now.

No of course not, they just keep on losing weight until they fade out of existence, or keep putting on muscle until they can no longer function.
