hey /fit/

Whenever I do bicep curls with my right hand a certain part of my ulna hurts. The left hand is fine. I've had this problem since I started lifting (3 months).
How do I fix it so I can do bicep curls?

pic related (The circled part is the part which hurts. Disregard the bruises, I found this pic on google.)

dont lift that heavy

I don't think it comes from lifting heavy since my left arm is okay (I'm right handed, so my right hand is actually stronger than my left). And I'm only doing bicep curls with 10kg.

correct.
try to do more reps to build up your arm strength before moving up to a heavier weight.

It's too heavy once you tend to bend your wrist just to lift the dumbell.

you can't handle that mcuh weight you retard.

Muscles grow way faster then tendons and joints and bones develope.

I had this problem for awhile. Just keep doing the curls and your body will get used to it. Forearm exercises will definitely help too.

Oh yeah I have this too. It's pissing me off bad because my biceps can easily handle the weight.

I guess I'll take the advice here and start doing reps closer to endurance to work my tendons.

Work on your form too. That part of the wrist has an attachment point for the tendon that turns your wrist upward. It's possible you're not keeping your wrist straight and straining that tendon.
