I just finished my workout for today:
bench press: 145x12 twice
squat: 200x20
bent-over row: 90x15 twice
I'm 6'1 265lbs, what do you think?

I started out somewhere around 150 and just now got to where I'm having trouble keeping up three times a week. Then again it might also be that I started jumping rope on my non-lifting days.

No, no I did not. I don't think I even can weight 165 and be healthy. That's not fatman's laziness talking, I was down to 160 at one point and looked like I had anorexia.
