Hey /fit/, what should I do to this tuna to make it tasty. I don't want to make tuna salad. Anything else I could do that doesn't involve smothering it in fat :?

Mix it with some cocktail sauce and eat it. For future reference, get tuna in water, not oil, if you're worried about fat content.

Make some dry whole grain bread toast and then crumble it up. Add to the tuna. You will need something wet to help, maybe a little milk, mustard (isn't bad for you), or even water. Make a patty.

I make brown rice onigiri sometimes with it.

Mix the tuna with salt, stick a spoonful in a ball of brown rice, wrap it in seaweed.
