Alright mis/fit/s, lets have it out.

These things, good or bad for you? They cost like 1.22 each here, taste like awesome put into a bottle, and according to the nutrition facts, are actually pretty good for you.

I think they are too good to be true.

There is sugar, but accordingly only 2%DV, and its not in the "cose" family I think... I have to check again though.

Just drink water and eat an orange or apple instead.

It seems as if people have lived on earth a long time before this gimmick came. But if you want to give up your hard-earned 1.22 per pop, go for it. It probably won't do much either way.

If a product's selling point is how healthy it is, don't buy it, because it's bad for you.

Not to argue with your "eat and drink what exists" policy, which I agree with, but there is probably more sugar in an actual piece of fruit than in the drink.

Fruits have lots of sugar in them, its why they taste good. It's just a good, non manufactured type of sugar.

You see, the sugar in fruits are natural sugars that come with the fruit. You don't see people getting fat because they eat too many apples and oranges. Sugar drinks on the other hand PUMP sugar and other sweeteners into the drinks, and those extra additives are the types of sugars you should be avoiding.

I drink these all the time at work. Some are good, but the others are not that good.
