No more stressed out than usual. I've tried to think about any changes in my life or daily activity that could have brought this about, but I can't come up with anything. These past few months (June, May, April) have been pretty much the same as the few months before them (March, February, January), the only difference is the sleep thing has been way off.

I've tried this, more than once. Both times I failed. The first time I woke up at 2PM, stayed up all night and through the morning but around 1PM I crashed and fell asleep until midnight, totally ruining my schedule again. The second time I figured a good way to stay up all night and all day was to drive all night to a point about 8 hours away on the coast, watch the sunrise, then take a casual drive back home and go to sleep in the evening when I got home again. This worked great up until the drive back, where at around 2:30PM after no sleep for such a long period of time I had to pull the car over on my way back because I could barely keep my eyes open and didn't want to fall asleep at the wheel. I slept in my car on the side of the road for hours, woke up and it was dark, got back home at around 2AM and fell back into the same abnormal sleep cycle all over again. So that method hasn't worked so far for me, unfortunately.
