If you are resting for that long you better be sriously exhausting your body every work out. I'm talking at least a million squatz, even more curls and infinite pushups.

Do a full-body workout three times a week. Seriously, you never know how much is too much until you've been there, and most haven't.

Now, maybe you wouldn't go to failure on two of those three days, because the CNS is easier to overtrain that muscles.

until you actually notice that you are losing strength / mass over time, STFU about overtraining. Everybody has a different limit, it's your job and not ours to find yours.
