Hi fit.

I'm needing some fat loss to occur pretty soon, so I'm looking into buying some sort of cardio machine to try to shift some of the spare blubber I have going on. I'm thinking exercise bike/cross trainer or something like that but I don't know what's best to go for. Any recommendations for what I should buy? I don't have a fortune to spend so can only buy 1 machine at the moment.

tl;dr, recommend one cardio machine that will help me burn fat most effectively

OP here.

I already walk almost everywhere I go apart from work which is 30 miles away. I also swim twice a week for around an hour a time. I just want somethign to use when I get home from work without having to change into running shoes/track suit and get a water bottle etc. ideally I want a machine I can use for an hour or two per day while watching a DVD or whatever.
