1.) Advertise yo meat 2.) CluBBin 3.) Dance 4.) Getting laid.
Timbo gives advice on what to do after, and how to improve yourself on your journey to becoming ripped, and balances out the workout advice, with kighthearted satire. It doesn't matter to me what Timbo even looks like, because in my heart, he's more ripped than Ronnie Coleman.
