To get leaner quicker cut out all grains, eat meat and veggies for every meal. Take fish oil 3 times daily, preferably a good brand 3-5 capsules at a time. Cut out continuous running, it doesn't lose weight as well as interval exercises. Try doing dumbell squat thrusts as quickly as you can for 20 seconds, rest 10 then repeat the cycle 8 times. That style of cardio will lose you weight.
