I rather enjoy my low-carb ghetto scromelette.
I crack up two eggs in a bowl, then cut up some lean deli turkey (or just lunch meat turkey) and throw that in the bowl, too. Then, I butter up the pan a little bit, and then pour the contents of the bowl in. Since I don't actually know how to make an omelette, I just scramble all the shit together (Hence; Scromelette). After the eggs/turkey are done, I sprinkle some shredded cheese over it and let it sit for a couple of minutes so it can melt.
Then... I DINE.
Sometimes I'll make more than 2. Depends on how hungry I am, really. I usually gobble this down with some whole grain toast.
The scromelette itself is around 200 - 220 calories/2 carbs.
A rather enjoyable breakfast. Give it a try.
