Capt's Of Crush & Supplement Advice/help Anonymous
Dear /fit/

I wanted to know your opinion on these captain of crush things I heard of. I wanan increase my grip strengh & heard these might be very helpful. SO my basic questions are:

A. Do these things actually work
B.What level/which ones would you say would be what I should strive for if I wanna have a pretty strong grip (compared to norm ppl) cuz I know they have a couple of levels. would like the #2 be decent or is it not strong enough?

Also I have a question about Coenzyme Q10 & Glucosamine Chondroitin . I bought some because they were on sale & was wondering if they would help me. I am currently walking/jogging/running anywhere between 10-20mi a day or so. mainly speed-walking but on hard pavement. would 100mg Q10 & Glucosamine 750mg Chondroitin 600mg pills help me out With joint/cardio repair/health?

Need some actual advice from people with actual knowledge on these matters

A. ABSOLUTELY

B. you may be 'normal person strong' so that translates to 'your a bitch' in the weight world.
u need a 1.5 AND a 2

no amount of drugs will fix the fact that you are fucking your knees to death with that mileage.

its equivalent to slitting your wrists, keeping the cuts open, then continuing w/'life as usual' with blood transfusion going. STOP THE BLEEDING

OP here
Well Yeah thanks with the cap't crush advice. ill strive for at least a 2 (i wont quit there, ill keep on going. just wanted to know which level would translate into me having stronger gripthan the normal ppl)

& well yeah I kinda knew I was fucking my knees but after i finish my training soon ill be over it & lessen my miles. Was just actually wondering mainly of the Q10 & glucose/cho pills are actually shown to be effective & have actual benefits and not just placibo effects. also if so how much should i take of those supplements for said effects

once again, thanks for that advice. hope more ppl will give their input

q10 d/n affect joint tissue

go buy GNCs Triflex. yes its brand name, YES it works. few products i'll actualy spring for, that and Biotest's flameout/carlson's liquid Omega3. keeps the joints nice and lubed, so i can go destroy then Olylifting, football, and squatting

OP again

I know Q10 doesnt affect joints. If you read my original post I stated if it would help me out in increaisng my cardio output & also if it actually WORKS as in it does something & isnt just a PLACIBO

as for the triflex, ill look into it. I already take fish+flax daily

as for you, I know that doing that kinda resistance training will help give me strength numbnuts, I meant if the actual product (captains of crunch) are actually a good product. Same way I could give the name of a certain treadmill & ask if they are good or not, I KNOW a treadmill would help me with cardio, the main concern would be the reliability of that PRODUCT/BRAND
Try increaisng your reading comprehension instead of blabbing without paying attention.

Get a CoC #1 if you're deadlifting under 300 lbs. A 140 lb resistance on a gripper is some serious shit if you don't strength train. And even then, it'll be hard. It took me forever to close the #1 more than a 3 times, and before you even move on to the #2 they recommend you be able to close the #1 at least 10-12 times. Now, I bought mine before they had all the 0.5 grippers out, but I imagine they make for a better transition between the whole numbered ones.

I've closed the 2.5 before. Could probably do the 3 if I had one. My advice is to buy the #1 from the start and do negatives with it, just use your other arm to close the gripper and try to hold it closed as long as you can. Slowly open your hand. I can close it for endless reps now but I remember it being somewhat difficult to do one rep when I first tried. I wouldn't suggest buying these though, they're a gimmick. Make your own grip enhancement device like the one Ironmind sells that takes olympic plates and use that instead, it's much cheaper.

When I started I could only close the trainer a couple of times.

Now I'm very close to closing the #2. They work.

My finger joints are starting to hurt though.
