I would imagine keeping track of your weight loss using software will be great. Ima do some searching for some software that keeps track of your weight and then makes charts and stuff about your progress.

This post made me go out and look at a few different fitness software offerings. Both Fitness Assistant and Open Fitness 2.0 are crap.

Protrack 2008 looks mightyawesome, but I can't get hold of a demo let alone an..extended demo.

Oh, in terms of calorie counting/nutrition, I use CalorieKing. Shame it doesn't have a UK food database. The only UK database that exists costs £9/$18 a month :(
