Sup /fit/
I'm 6 feet tall, I've been in a cutting diet for 3 months and now I'm 181 lbs. My plan was to go to 165, wich I'm pretty sure will get in around 2 months. However, even when I cut my BF from 20% to 13-15% I guess my abdominal fat will not go away at 165lbs.
Should I aim for lower? I'm worried of getting to thin, but I want to try to get a six pack

The body fat % for getting abs varies greatly from person to person, but generally you need it in the low teens to get a noticeable outline. Even lower, 9, 8, 7% to get really cut abs.

If you're worried about getting thin, keep your protein intake up and stay on a good training routine.

I'm in a ketogenic diet, around 30% protein 60% fat and rest carbs.
I have lost around 3 inches in my belly, but the love handles are still there.
The worst is since I started the diet my lifts have been shitty because of the caloric deficit, and I want to improve my lifts and gain some size in the arms.
I think I'll need to see how I look at 165 and then take a decision. Also, everyone is sermoning me about how thin I look because my face has thinned a lot. And I was overweight according to the BMI just a week ago!

Dude 165lbs at 6 ft. You make me feel fat and I know I'm in shape. 12% bf. 6'2 200lbs

Do you actually know your BF accurately right now - calipers - or are you guessing?

dont worry man, 165 is too light for 6 ft. 200 is pretty bang on for an athletic build, more like 220
