Biochem 101: Creatine is a natural substance in the body. It is in balance with it's counteractor phosphocreatine. The latter makes sure there's enough energy present in the muscle/nerve cells for consumption. Creatine uses energy. Both of these act as a buffer so the energy in the body is in balance.
Leucine, Valine and Isoleucine are amino-acids (compounds of proteins) and therefore precursors of a lot of other products like fatty-acids and other carbon-based molecules. Most amino-acids are essential for living.
Sadly, I have no advice on anything else.
