Hello /fit/

I am a female, 5'4 124 pounds. Just found out I have an allergy to gluten.

I live off yogurt and veggies, which is relatively healthy.

But I drink a lot of coffee and take caffeine pills, because I am tired daily since I cant eat anything that will give me a boost.

Will coffee make me gain weight? i realize a cup of black coffee has 4 calories. However does it have some kind of properties that might affect fat cells?

lol

No. If anything coffee will make you fidgety which inadvertently may increase caloric expenditure.

You have nothing to worry about.

EAT MEAT! It's gluten free, as are eggs.
you probably have a B12 deficiency.

When you walked into the doctor's office, did he palm his face?

Take vitamins, you're likely lacking in some areas that are killing your energy levels.

Don't go on a regular regimen of caffeine, over the long term if you have heart issues it can make them worse, also, most things with caffeine in it are high in sugar and will cause you to have huge swings of sugar, and when you crash it'll feel worse than you do overall. Plus, empty calories.

caffeine pills and yogurt are vegetables?
maybe if you weren't a vegetarian you wouldn't be so weak. have some chicken then. slam some eggs down. Maybe Obama will snap his fingers and will the gluten out of your beef.
