Rank the fruits in order of health, assuming I'm not going to need any extra energy from them. (Compare amount of sugar, amount of vitamin and whatever's in these things)

a) Apple
b) Banana
c) Grape
d) Kiwi
e) Citrus (grapefruit, orange, lemon)
f) Melon (state variety)
g) Peach
h) Plum
i) Strawberry
j) Pear
k) Raisins (Technically grapes but..)
l) Lychee

OP here, personally I have no idea but I'd rank it something like this.

Apple, Kiwi, Citrus are top.
Banana, Raisin, Lychee and Grape are bottom.

We should make a fruit tier list here ._.;

Banana, mango, orange, and watermelon are the sweetest - they are the ones with the most fructose.

I've heard they also make your cum taste sweet, but I wouldn't know for I am not a faggot.

Hmm but if they're the sweetest it means they have the most sugar.. I'm not sure how much vitamins are in those but it would make them less healthy wouldn't it? :)

Fructose is not unhealthy, your body handles way better that kind of sugar, and is an adviced sugar intake for peoples with deeabeetus.

Just make sure to properly brush your teeth, or enjoy your cavities.

Typically, best to worst:

green veggies
berries
melons
citrus fruits
other fruit
tropical fruit
starchy veggies/oats/whole grain
white grain
sugar
high fructose corn syrup

Rated in terms of GI and nutrient density per calorie. The problem with green veggies, like broccoli, is that you've got to eat a whole plate-full to get much out of it, since it has such a low caloric density.
