egg farter here. here's a typical day for me: breakfast = two bowls of whole grain cereal. second breakfast = banana or a can of pineapple in juice. lunch = clif bar (oatz!) second lunch = protein shake, fuck yeah third lunch = hearty soup like chicken with veggies, or sausage and chicken gumbo. dinner = another clif bar, or fruit, or sometimes oatmeal cookies. supper = a well balanced meal with meat (beef, chicken, whatever), veggies (i like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, beets), and sometimes a heavy carb (eg. whole grain pasta). evening snack = small bowl of ice cream.
