How many of you actually stretch and do cardio both before and after strength training?

Time consuming but yes.

I stretch and do the crossfit warmup (jumping jacks, arm circles, air squats, pushups, situps, pullups, dips) before SQUATZZz & etc.

Don't stretch afterwards; maybe I should. I've started recently doing the Dog Crap training and he recommends stretching but I haven't gotten to that part yet.

when you strech you aren't stretching the muscle, muscles are actually really flexible. you are stretching the fascia. more flexible facsia = more room for a muscle to grow inside it. thats why DC training uses it.

I usually ease into whatever I'm doing and consider that the warmup (I'll do a warmup set or ladders or something), I don't stretch before I workout, exception being martial arts, though I DO stretch after.

I touch my toes about 6 times and do a general windmill on the way back up.

Maybe stretch my lumbar a little here and there.
