gaining muscle is about getting stronger, not switching it up. "switching it up" only impedes your progress.
pick a compound lift for each basic movement of the human body: hip extension squat horizontal press vertical press horizontal pull vertical pull
continue to add weight to these exercises bit by bit. over a number of weeks or months, you add say 50lbs to an exercise. your muscles have to get bigger to move that kind of weight, so long as you are eating a caloric excess.
