Hey /fit/,

I'm 6'1 and 190 pounds. I have a medium/large frame size and pretty toned arms/legs.

I'm running every night for approx. 30 minutes then doing 100 curls to try and lose some fat off of my abdomen, and I saw a thread about HITT.

Can anyone supply me with a HITT workout that I could repeat every night? Thanks!

What is this 'HITT' that you speak of?

The easiest workout is to warm up for 1-2 min, then go all out for 30 secs, then walk 30 secs, all out 30 secs, until you can't go any longer.

And with easy I mean simple. HIIT is not easy on your body.

Doing HIIT every night is detrimental to burning fat.

Do it at the very most 4 times a week.

YOU DO NOT DO HIIT EVERY NIGHT, YOU DO IT 2-3 TIMES A WEEK

and it is H I I T, not HITT

think

DEADLIFT - > flat bench - > crunches - > widegrip chinups - > SQUATS - > Millitary press - > pullups or rows - > forearm curls

1 set per exercise, high weight, high intensity and going to FAILURE and minimal rest(less than 15 seconds if at all possible) between exercises.

Sprint apeshit crazy for 30 seconds and slow down for 15 seconds ad nauseum until dead.

thats HIT, hes asking about HIIT.

ok these fools....you don't go apeshit on the sprint. If you do, you'll be too worn out too fast for it to even work.

walk for 3-5 minutes, then sprint for 1 minute (at 70-80% percent of your top speed), then walk another minute, repeat for 20-30 minutes. IF you really want to burn more fat, do some moderate running afteerwards for another 20 minutes.
