So Fat ass here.
I got some new toys to keep me busy during my time while not in class.

Now I have been tracking my food intake and such and have noticed that I take in an inordinate amount of carbs and not enough protein.

So I am asking /fit/ for things to eat to add protein with out adding fat to my diet.
And if you say only boiled chicken breasts and vegetables then you are barking up the wrong tree I like both but I need more flavor than that.
If you can offer a plethora of recipes for those items then I may jump on bored.

i entered 2500 cal, 220g protein, 30g carbs
it gave me over 200g carbs

Yeah I guess you have to hit it a couple times, but man 30g carbs is hella low.

It works ok for me if I specify that I will have 2 supplements too. I guess it's pretty unrealistic to expect to be able to eat only 30g of carbs, but with 2 supplements and generating a couple times it goes down to 80g carbs which is really low already
