I wanna get a flat stomach.
Maybe even get a bit of muscle.

Last year I went from 155 to 140 by doing 200 sit-ups everynight for 3 months. Now I'm at 150. I want to get to 120-130. I'm 5'9'' and a chick.

I want to be able to do workouts from home. I don't have money to buy any equiptment as I am broke.

Let's get physical.

I make most of my food. It's either rice, or pasta. Some kind of meat. &I have some Pepsi, or lemonade.

On the weekends I eat what my job gives me which is a 6in sub. It's usually chicken terriyaki, or roasted chicken.

I try to abstain from fried foods. I eat maybe one kind of fried food in a week.

If you're going to continue eating that much pasta/rice then switch to whole wheat pasta and brown rice and start mixing vegetables with the rice. It's easy to et two cups of peas when its mixed with rice and chicken.

calisthenics are body weight exercises.

pushups, pullups, chin ups, squats, ab exercises, leg lifts, lunged.

HIIT is a form of cardio. great choice if you wanna give it a try. I personally find it hard to do it correctly when not on a machine.

when will you dumb niggers learn that HIIT isnt a specific exercise, its a method of exercise. HIIT means going really hard, then slowing down, then going hard again, over and over. You can do it swimming, running, climbing stairs, whatever

Improve your eating habits if you want to drop that low. I'm 5'10" and 120 is hard to hit when you're this tall and female (but it depends on you body type, too... if you have wide hips, etc. look for a more realistic goal).

if you are just starting out, do a 5 minute warmup then stretch. For HIIT to start try full sprint for 30 seconds then LIGHT jog for 30 seconds.

eventually get that up to 1 minute for each

then 1 minute sprint, 30 second jog. The jog should be light enough that your heart rate is substantially lower before your next sprint. The sprint should be about 80% of your max speed. The the cycle 6 times.

i personally find it easier to simply pedal faster and wtch the clock on the machine then stop and propel myself sprinting. I won't deny doing sprints for HIIT is by far the best way because you REALLY push your body HARD but i've still had good results from using exercise bike or elliptical. Like I said, its easier to simply pedal fater than have tomove your whole body.
