Sup /fit/. What kind of exercises can I do at home to increase my upper body strength? I'm an 18 year old male of average or maybe slightly below average fitness. I won't have time to go to the gym since I'll be at school and studying most of this year and my free time is spent going out on weekends.

Also I don't have the money at the moment to buy a bench so that's out of the question.

You cannot spare around 3-4 hours a week to go to a gym? I, sir, do not believe you. How about you get your ass out of bed an hour earlier and either hit the gym pr study then and use the later hours for wich ever you didn't do in the morning.

Do 100 - 200 pushups a day. Spread them out in sets obviously (say 15 - 20 at a time). It will be incredibly painful at first but its worth it

That many reps will only increase stamina.
If you wanna do pushups, do weighted ones, but for gods sake keep the reps lower.

I recommend benchpress and pullups/chinups.

It's useless to study 16 hours a day. stydy 10 hours a day and spend the rest of your time in exercise and other stuff that you find interesting. It'll make your mind sharp like a razorblade and give you a great body and mental health.
