Sup /fit/, all I've had to eat today is an omelette (2 eggs, dash of milk, pinch of salt) and a cup of tea. (no sugar, milk) I'm just about to go lift some weights, then maybe a decent uphill walk. Am I doing the right thing?

Well I obviously plan on eating lunch and dinner. Any recommendations? The cupboards are pretty much bare. I have porridge, weet-bix, and another couple of eggs, and like $8. I think I also have some old white rice and popcorn. =/

Hey take it easy, what's this board for if you rage at people trying to start health and fitness discussions? Also, I was never, nor will I ever consider, using steroids. I was simply asking what peoples opinions on them are. I just picked a random image from a folder, and when I saw it, it kind of reminded me of steroids. I'd rather you'd drink milk than nothing. That's too little for any body. As there's not much day left, well, damn. Yo be starvin' marvin'. Vary your foods, try something different, maybe a more expensive than usual, splurge. Don't cool off your metab-food-furnace.
