hey /fit/I got some questions, I just bought protein and creatine. I don't know wether to use them before or after my workout, or should I use it both before and after my workout? No one really explained it to me. I want to use this to bulk up.pic unrelated, but Persona 3 is a cool game.
read the labels? Use the protein as a pre workout shake and possible post workout shake, just mix (in a shaker) with water. Eat like you normally would and drink the protein.
after. you can do both, but the best time to get what your body needs is within 30 minutes after working out.

OP hereI do heavy lifting at my work, and continuously (about 1000 50 lb boxes per day over 8 hours). What time should I drink protein shakes? before work, during lunch or after work?
