Went down from 208 to 197pounds, and increased 20lbs on my max rep on bench to 245. What about you other /fit/izens out there?
188 to 158 lbs in the past 5 months or so. Considering starting bulking. 6'0"
i went from 210 to 150 this past year, basically becuase i moved out of my parents house and am very poor so i dont eat nearly as much as i used to. ive also never looked better, but i need to start working out on some weights now.
was 145 in July, currently 173 now. Bench went from 130 to 160. Going for 200 by december.
255 - 200 pounds in a year. Barely jogged 1 - 2 miles at 10 - 11 minutes a mile, now jogging 4 - 5 miles 4 - 5 days a week at 8 1/2 minutes per mile. I'm going for at least 180 - 190 pounds. Height is 5'9".
Stuck at 120 lbs, attempting to lower body fat while bulking slightly to look like bruce lee. 5'4 chinese. Current max bench is at 155 from barely being able to do the 135. Next week will aim for 165 for all time new personal best.
