You want to put on muscle? Eat more while lifting weights (not at the same time, just in case). Eat at least 3000 calories and don't be afraid of saturated fat. Drink whole milk ECT.
Also, do compound lifts, squats, deads, bench, presses etc...
try stronglifts.com if you need to learn those lifts. It's a good program that will always work and you will put on muscle so long as you eat like you should.
