Okay, I want to be not fat anymore.
What are good strength exercises to do (that don't include weights)?
I'm running now, too. Whichever fatty among our ranks said that it wasn't a good idea to run when starting out is a fucking liar.

if you can do chin ups you're not fat. and yeah i started running at 210 pounds, helped me a ton

chin ups have nothing to do with being fat, its about upper body strength.
