HOLY SHIT 4chan has a /fit/ board? Mang, I seen it once at 7chan but it seems to be gone now. Oh well, I just used it for my loli fix.

So yeah, I just graduated High School and I was going to go to a water park next week but realized that I'm not so...aesthetically pleasing to say the least. I don't browse chans often but I work with computers lots and don't get much excercise beyond soccer and biking(no car)

So yeah, I did some reading today and decided I'm going to stop by the gym on my way back from paying bills.

I'm gonna do a full body workout:
Squats: 3x5
Deadlift: ???
Benchpress:
Pullups
Shoulderpress
Tris or Bis (haven't decided. Maybe neither since bench and pullups work this muscle group, amirite?)
Abs

Not exactly what I was trying to say. That comment was just me noting the instance of me realizing I'm outta shape. Of course I "plan" to continue with this workout for more than one day, but I'm just getting some questions answered before I go. Which is soon.

If no one answers I just wont do hamstrings and I'll wear my running shoes or something. I read up on lifting shoes but I was wondering if it really mattered or not is all.

Hamstrings will get their fair share of work through deep squats and deadlifts.
Wear flat shoes, Converses will suffice and are cheap as shit.
