/fit/I used to be fat and lazy, pic related.Now i'm just lazy. I mean, i have some weights and i wanna build up my arms, they are free hand weights... im weak as piss, can only do 5kg on each hand... I do about 20 bicep curls then i cant lify my arms anymore... i've been doing this every 2nd night for about 2 weeks and have noticed little change?What can I do /fit/ ?? I have the weights I just don't know how to use them efficiently.They are adjustable and can go up to 7kg on each hand or 15 on 1 hand.
