Hey /fit/

I'm getting back into shape lifting weights again, I'm having a real problem with have one side stronger then the other. Mostly my triceps and back. I keep hearing just do isolation exercises, but I wanted to hear you you all had to say about your experiences and advice.

My right side is stronger than the left one. I live with it and got over it.

it's combination of genetics and how you were brought up using each side more or less. to fix the size issue.. just do more from one arm than the other.
