Sup /fit/,

I wanna lose weight. I'm around 190 cm and less than 90 kilogramms [85-88], but i have some muscles, though. I've used to do sports, but I had to stop it, because of a broken arm. I have been thinking start swimming. 5 times a week, 2-3 kilometers. I would like to lose around 10-15 kilograms.

Swimming is very good. I'd give up running for swimming but thats not an option in my town.
