90% HR for 2 hours I assume?
I'm not sure how accurate my watch was when I climbed 3300ft in 7.4 miles but I was at 85% HR over 2h:40m and it said I burned 6600 calories. I truly doubt that I burned that many calories, but if I did then I pretty much fucked myself because I did not eat for 15 hours before that and didn't eat a full meal for 30 hours. I must've been burning some serious muscle and/or fat
