i know you are probably asked this question a lot but how do I effectively reduce weight?

i'm way too fat now (100 kg, 1.70m) and i'm willing to do a lot to reduce weight

please do note that i don't want to become very muscular but i clearly want to lose weight

i am asking humbly, what is a good (the best?) way to become slim

Wake up. Open the PC and play World of Warcraft. Yell at your mom so she brings you food and snacks every hours. Go to sleep. etc.. repeat.

Calculate six tiny meals of 300 calories each. Eat the first meal at 6 am, then eat each meal in 3 hours. Run 5 miles a day or until you vomit. Don't forget to drink a glass of green tea with each meal, and don't forget your squats either.
