I'm overweight and run about 2.5-3 miles a day.Yesterday my younger brother (looks like he's in great physical condition) decided to go jogging with me. We went 1.2 miles and I think he almost died.Made me feel good about myself.
I bike a meagre 6 miles on weekdays.

2 30 minute intervals of jumping rope a day. 1 in the morning 1 at night.I'm hardcore.
