Best way to lose fat around the buttocks Anonymous
K /fit/, heres the deal:

I'm a somewhat overweight MALE (5'10, 210-ish lbs.). Now, I've been hitting the gym for about 2 weeks now & my manboobs have almost disappeared, leaving a nice & decent chest to admire.

Though no matter how much I work my lower body, I can't lose my embarassing JLo ass. I bet if you covered me in women's lingerie, covered my penis, shaved off my body hair & bent me over, I would be mistaken for Vida Guerra almost =\

Not that a fat ass is a bad thing but that should stay to women only...but seriously, help me out here. What should I be doing to lose it?
