Tomorow I want to begin my diet accompanied with workout (1-2h per day) to loose some weight.

Diet = Low carb, High Protein, lots of Vegetables
and Water
Sugar-and Alcoholfree

My goal is to lose 20kg in 3 months.
Btw. I'm female, 20 years old, fav. boards are: /c/, /jp/, /ck/ and of course /fit/
Current Weight: 81,5 kg
Height: 1,76 m

I know, my goal sounds impossible but I want to give it a try!!

soybased proteinshakes are really the best alternative for me but I don't know which brand is good or which isn't.
My budget is really low cuz' I'm still a student. I can spend about 50 euro for this.

I'm afraid that the pharmacy wants to sell me the most expensive and not very efective product to me.

You can still get advice there. I did not notice any big price-difference for casual and soy-based proteins. It's around 30 € so it should be alright.

45 min. Cardio (like jogging, swimming, biking, Inline Skating and so on, maybe some days 2 times per day)
20min - 30min training like
crunches
sit-ups
jumping jacks with 2 lbs weights
and burpies

I hope it'll work

i went from 94 to 72 kg with starving baiscally (had medical reasons. did not do it because i wanted to)... in a month... but i don't advise you to do that. Just shows that your goal is not impossible. Just don't lose hope in case you don't reach it in time.

You need to toss some heavier weight training in there as well. 5 lbs dumbbells at first, then move progressively higher. You should be doing 25 - 35 lbs by the end. Lean muscle = more fat burned.

op, you need healthy fat sources. your diet needs to include polyunsaturated, monounsaturated and saturated fats. if you do not include these you will either not lose weight (sounds counter-intuitive) or in doing so you will become very unhealthy.

and healthy fats does not mean fast food.

Now, advice, stop thinking like a fucking cunt, you want to lose FAT, not WEIGHT. You need to BURN the FAT while preserving the little muscle you have and without dehydrating yourself (great way to lose 5Kg on a week).
Why? Because you can be skinny but at the same time disgustingly weak and flabby. Of course, you will look good but men are going to puke when they are going to touch your skinny full-of-fat body.
Therefore, lift some weights and set a goal n bodyfat % terms. On three months, you could lose 6 of fat easily with hard hard work.
