Hello /fit/

I have been on 4chan for a while and only just ventured om to this board. I have recently started to loose weight and i have been exercising and that has been going well. My problem is my diet, i eat around 1500cal a day but i still mainly eat just junk and being a student i eat lots of take aways, i am loosing weight but i feel like i am countering alot of my exercise.

So my question is realy, What foods should i be eating which is quick and fairly easy to prepare ?

If you are a man eat 1900 calories a day, mostly lean meat for protein and complex carbs. Avoid sugar, enriched bread, white rice and processed (if it comes in a box, it's likely processed) foods.

you can eat chicken wraps which you can make quickly and easily yourself. i eat them for lunch. what i put on mine is chicken (make sure you look for good lean chicken) lettuce, low fat cheese, and sometimes ranch dressing. And make sure to use wheat tortillas and not white bread tortillas because wheat has alot less carbs and chemicals than white bread.
