I have same problem as OP Im 6"4 and about same weight.
I'we started eating proteins, and next week ill start a high intensity program, ill go to the gym every day and try to push myself to the limit every time. So that i could gain, stregth and mass.
Im also thinking of eatin beef daily or something, chiken and pasta. Everything, and in buckets.
Also I was thinking about creatine... Yes/no?
Thoughts? Weight gain tips?
