I asked before in a previous thread about getting rid of my tummy. Anyways, I got a link to stronglifts, but it seems the only way I can download the shitty book is when he sends me an update (which he hasn't?) Anyways, I need help with

A) Getting the crappy book
B) I was wondering if its possible to get flat abs without lifting weights and machines (like crunches and shit) I already run for like 35-40 mins a day and I eat fewer than 1500 calories.

The key to a flat stomach is cardio. Search for excersises using a stability ball. Do those to define your abs, but keep at the cardio to lose the inital fat on your stomach.
