>>300678 I do, I usually count my protein intake on days I lift to make sure I get as much as I need but calorie wise I've lost plenty of bodyfat just by cardio and eating healthy, i dont see how I could possibly be under my caloric needs since I eat so much and have plenty of snacks I never crave shit to the point where I'd binge or pig out late at night, also havent felt sick or whatever happens when you arent getting enough to eat
