Fruit juices, but you'll want to keep that down to maybe a glass a day. Drink lots of water. No tea save for maybe a glass of green tea. Stay away from "sports" drinks and shit like that, it's not good for starting out.

I sit for 8 hours a day myself, so I understand your concerns. No, it wont. Start out with cardio (20 to 30 minutes) to start with, maybe four days a week. Move up to six days a week until you hit your first plateau, then add some weight training.

Probably the first month you'll see a big drop, then it'll start to level off. You'll probably hit several plateaus on your way to get your weight down but don't be freaked out about it. Keep at it and you'll see what you are looking for.
