What people dont realize is that you cant burn fat off one area by doing that type of exercise. Body fat is lost in a small amount, but all over your body. Therefor, you cant lose a gut by doing all situps and keep your juicy ass, nor can you bench press away your man boobs.
Do high cardio exercises often, get that sweat going until you cant see. Fuck sleep in a garbage bag in sweat pants and a sweater if you have to, just keep that sweat going.
