Hey /fit/I'm 19, 6'2" and about 14st (196lb)I'm not obese, but I'm a pudgy little shit who hasn't exercised ever.I need to get into a routine, I know that, but what shit should I start doing to get rid of my flab and start making muscle.Main concern is losing my beer gut and man boobs, but I'd like to bulk my arms a bit too.Any suggestions for a routine I should start? Would be really appreciated, even just a link to push me in the right direction, I've Googled, but to little avail.Pic related, its how I don't want to end up!
