>>463844 It's hard to get 8hrs of quality sleep. I have classes at 8am, combat training goes 6-9pm, so I get to bed anywhere between 12:30 and 1pm in the morning, then get up at 7:30.
I don't want to give up the combat training as it's expensive and I pay by the month, and to me getting strong is a route to a better combat performance. Usually I'm more like 165lbs, so I want to improve myself so that I weigh about 173-5ish, and am able to compete at welterweight as strong as I can get.
>>463832 Thanks, I'll give it a look up.
