circuit training wont add mass, you will just look asian.

I'm not OP. Mass THE most overrated shit in the universe. Even if you fucking queers succeed in getting big you will still be the same tiny fucktard because your attitudes depend on an outer image. I have seen fat fucks plow dozens of chicks (Your goal right, big man?) because they are confident and not afraid to fail. Plus circuit training does add mass with the right caloric intake, all training does.

One arm press both 20's in one hand.

If you want bigger... do more weight, fewer times. If you're squatting you should be able to do a hell of a lot more than 40 pounds. Try how squatting your bodyweight feels. I'm just an inch taller than you and the same weight, I can squat almost 3 times my weight (8 reps, 3 times) 3 sets of 8 shoulder press (45 pounds)and I do 30lbs biscep curls 3 sets of 8.

Also I recommend skipping the shower, and eating a handful of dirt every day.

no? i just thought at 5'10 150, he might want to get up to a better build like a muscular 175-185? circuit training wont add muscle mass, i think its important to squat heavy when you are young especially to form a good strength base when you are older. I'd like to be 50 and not worry about doing my back, because ive spent the last 30 years sitting in a chair.. thats just me tho
