You need to increase you caloric intake, you will a change with just a weight gainer if you use it consistently but probably won't be much if you're already used to the activity. Increase your overall caloric intake big time and you may get a better effect (weight gainer, entire cows, 9001 microwaved eggs who wants to shell hardboiled anyways amirite or amirite).
