Hi, /fit/. I was looking for a new multivitamin (whole food suppliment lol) and I was wondering about supplements with iron and without iron. What's the deal? Which way should I go, and why?

I'm 20, vegetarian, close to overweight by BMI, and not working out right now, if that helps. (Yeah, I know, I need to get on that.)
