Hey /fit/, I've decided to take a free gym class in university. Problem is, I can only go there on tuesdays and wednesdays for an hour and a half. Will 5x5 beginner strength training work this way?

And before you ask, paid gym is not an option, since I already go to kick-boxing, which isn't cheap.
