Would jogging at a brisk pace be alright at the 250-280lb range?
I've been fluxing at the range for the last 3 years.
In Highscool I combined Atkins with a grueling cardio regiment that made me drop from 250lbs down to 205lbs [4-5 months] at the point I reached 205lbs my body was crashing and the affects of Atkins was ruining every day activities for me.
I'm between 250-280lbs now quite often, cardio seems to be the only thing that works for overweight people, pumping iron never once seemed to work for me, even weeks/months at a time, definition almost never showed and didn't seem to help my metabolism as much as good ol fashioned running did.
