strongliftfag some people do have aesthetics as their main goal not functionality, a bodybuilders routine is more suited and easier for those individuals (personally I prefer functionality but different strokes for different folks, I don't see Mehdi or Rippletoe looking ripped at all so they should really refrain from preaching on how their way is best for increasing muscle definition and size, it isn't.)
