>>110029 start with doing jump shrugs, basically take the bar from your deadlift position and jump up into the position the middle guy is in, on your tiptoes with your arms straight and shoulders around your ears. once youve mastered this through in the clean which is bring your elbows up to the side as if you were doing upright rows, once the bar is around your nipple pop down under it while bringing your elbows in and palms facing up, like the 3rd dude in ops pic. then stand up straight and then resverse movement
