Looking to add muscle and burn fat (aren't we all?) Could I get an honest critique of my diet?

meal 1 - 1/2c oats + banana OR 3 egg omelet
- ON Whey
meal 2 - 6oz tuna on wholewheat + broccoli + apple
snack 1 - 4oz chicken OR 1/2c cottage cheese
meal 3 - 6oz quality protein + brown rice + veggies
LIFT/CARDIO
pre-bed - cottage cheese + peanut butter + ON Casein
