>>49179 I've done lots of research, but changing up what I'm doing seems inconceivable for whatever reason (because it's worked so well), even though it's unpleasant
In addition, I know it's probably murdering my metabolism, which is what I fear the most
I guess I'm asking a lot; I'd like to know what /exactly/ I could add to my daily food intake to make it more reasonable... like, for example, would I be able to safely eat a 6-inch sub (a healthy one) at noon and be alright? Would I be able to buy a 12-inch, then eat the two halves separately throughout the day and be alright (for metabolism's sake)?
Another example of paranoia, for the record: today, I went to get a normal dinner from the college cafeteria (chow mein + chicken; usually quite satisfying), but it was closed due to a pipe leak or something, so I went across the street to some falafel place I'd never been to before and got a gyro... it was alright, but relatively small (and expensive :\), and I'm still pretty hungry at 11:57 PM...
...I've been hungry for awhile, but eating would make me feel guilty all day tomorrow (even so, it's too late to eat; if I do, it'll fuck with my morning run and make my stomach all sharp-pain-y)
