squatz without weight, explosive squatz, staggered squatz. crunches - every kind and pushups - if you can put your hands on something and go down and up with good form its a pushup, no exeptions. also do thousands of them, not 20's or 50's thousands each day, break em up do sets of 25 till you get to 100 and continue throughout the day until over 600 along with crunches and squatz.
