rarely eating junk food =/= eating healthy. eat a lot of veggies and lean meats, and cut down on the carbs (pastas, breads, eating out).
like others said, do squats, but don't do the 5 sets of 5, instead do around 3 x 15 and then go all out on cardio. I know most guys will tell you that doing sets of anything more than 8-12 is useless, and I was one of those, until I started doing those to tone up and saw results. learn proper squat form -- make sure your calves are parallel with your back while you're lowering down the bar, and make sure to go all the way down, don't just stop when your thighs are parallel to the ground.
