Throw in presses (overhead) and power cleans to work everything.
Doing the big three is fine, but you shouldn't do deadlifts and bench every damn workout.
With the others stuck in, you can work:
Squats + Bench Press + Deadlift = workout 1
Squats + Press + Power clean = workout 2
Then alternate those suckers as per Mark Rippetoe's: Starting Strength.
