do a lot of supermans crunches, and reverse crunches to tighten your mid section and lower back, and pullups to build your upper body. it'll give your torso a more "triangular" shape without adding alot of bulk. also, cardio every day for 30 minutes. jogging or swimming, especially swimming.
this won't make you look more "feminine" but it will give you a better defined body shape
