I wear 5 on each arm (those 10 pound ones are too bulky and no one has made a heavy one for wrists) 20 on each leg and an 80 pound vest. and jog for 2 miles averaging about 20 minutes. so 130 pounds of weight jogging 2 miles in 20 minutes
