I need your opinion /fit/

About 2 years ago my weight was 189 pounds and my bodyfat was 30% according to the fag at the gym I went to. I was lazy as fuck when it came to going to the gym but did stop eating candy and drinking soda which helped me to drop to about 176 pounds.

Now about 9 months ago I finally got off my ass and started to do a shitload of cardio and bodyweight training and now i'm 152 pounds.

Anyway, a few days ago I decided to have my bodyfat measured again and after pinching me with calipers a bunch of times and looking at some chart the dude at the gym says i'm at 7%.

7%? Is that possible? When I look at my self i'd guess i'm closer to the 11 - 15% range.

What do you think? I'm 5' 9" and 152 pounds

It's propably wrong.

Guys with 7% bodyfat show tiny details in muscle and a lot of veins etc.
