OP here, just got back from an hour or so at the gym

5 minute bike warm up to get my heart going

45 lifting hard

5 min on stairmaster with constant intervals every few seconds

then 5 minute of that simulated bike thing where you steer and whatever, 1 minute hard as i can go and 1 minute jog for 5 times

pretty much dead now but not as bad as tataba, think doing this will rape some fat off me?
