I am at 230 lbs. 6ft 2. In the last 40 something days I have gone from benching 130 to 200 lbs. How much does /fit/ think can get by x-masI do 3-6 sets of 5 reps of 145 lbs. 1 set of 10 dips and 5 sets of 2 handed curls of 50 lbs per workout. I workout every other day.
