Sup /fit/ been using free weights for biceips for quite awhile and press-ups for chest and tri-cheps but its getting too easy so I think i'm ready for a bench.

This is the one i've been looking at for £50 (100$ give or take) is this one any good? What other exercises can I do on it other then bench prest?

It has some werid leg thing anyone know what that is?

If youre goin to buy that type of bench, buy one second hand like i did, these benches are shit but they get you going. Youll pobably get some weights thrown in aswell

get a rack.
get a barbell and weights.

Essentially it's a way to add weight to that. Only you pivot at the knee instead of waist. It works quads/hams.

Storage is an issue
