So I got a thread going yesterday about oats, and wheter they should be cooked or not (i eat them with just a bit of milk). So to cut to the point;Does cooking oats make them better or sum shit? Like if i eat them without cooking am i not getting everything out of them?
Cooked oats = lower glycemic index value = more released water-soluble fiber = takes longer to digest = better for you than uncooked oats. But it's not like uncooked oats are bad for you.
