Dear /fit/,

I'm a pretty thin guy but I have a large butt that projects outward somewhat like a girl's butt. How can I get rid of this? I realize that you can't isolate fat loss to one area, so I was wondering what advice /fit/ had for getting rid of my bubble butt.

Lotsa cardio. And good nutrition. Too tired to type the details, but I assume you know how to google.

The areas around the buttocks and thighs are one of the last places where fat deposits start to melt away. You just have to keep at it until your satisfied.

I have hips as a guy. my torso does not go strait down. it curves in then out. I have kind of wide shoulders for my size so it looks pretty fucking wierd. and my hip bones are just large. nothing i can do.

OP, have you considered that maybe it could be a problem with posture? Google kyphosis and then look for corrective exercises.

Second this suggestion, was getting quite upset that nobody had come up with it yet. Basically you need to stretch your hip flexors, stretch your lower back, and strengthen your hamstrings and glutes.

Interesting story I've read is that some Romanians do in fact have partial African ancestry because of Roman colonists from the African provinces. Even on Trajan's column, Moorish cavalry is depicted as being used by the Romans against the Dacians.

Last year I saw for the first time black people speaking Romanian, something I thought I'd never see. I also spoke with a guy who had some pronounced African features but I didn't ask him about his background.
