Thighs Anonymous
Hey /fit/, i haven't been around this board much but it has some nice info. I poked around a bit and couldn't find an answer to my question. I have fat flabby thighs, but the rest of my body is pretty skinny. Im looking to lose size on my thighs, i don't want them to get toned or anything, just make them smaller cause it looks ridiculous with the rest of my body (if that makes any sense). I went to a gym, but the trainers there put me on this machine where i had to use my feet to lift weights (i don't know how its called), wich hardly seemed to be what i wanted.

How much squatting and running would you recommend a day for someone with average physique should do per day ? Or every 2, 3 days, etc.

Well i don't know but if you joe average try 20-30 squatting each day but good tip do some warm up stretches beforehand or you'll be pulling muscles left right and centre. Running well its upto you but i'd say run 1.5 miles every other day under 12 minutes if you don't lose weight and tone, focus on your diet
