I'm 5'7" /fit/

If I don't work out and eat when my body tells me I am hungry I am 105 lbs as a guy. Pretty tiny. I got to 132 from working out for 1 year. I lost 8 pounds in a week and a half after I got my wisdom teeth pulled in January, and am Just now back up to 130. My body hates muscle.

Is it feasable for me to get much bigger than 140 lbs? 150 would be ideal. My doctor said I'd struggle to keep more than 140 on naturally.

listen to your doctor, but you can always push your body's limits. Im sure that you could reach 150 pounds if you kept lifting and pushing yourself. But doctors are right most of the time so if he says 140 the 140ish might be your limit.

But dont do steroids. They will destroy your body in the long run. If you want proff of that google greg valetino, or youtube the same thing. Youll see wat im talkin about.
