Weight Gainers Anonymous
When is the best time to consume weight gainer? I've heard between meals is good because it gives you the most calories spread out. I've also heard right before you go to sleep because your metabolism is the slowest when you sleep.

I want to know what the best time is because my metabolism is fast as hell (I ate some corn one day, I shit it out less than an hour later) and I have a hard time gaining weight.

inb4 drink moar weight gainer, too many calories at once makes me sick.

for the love of god, don't do it before you go to sleep. and don't do the so called "see food diet" eat healthy!

take it in the morning or before u work out.
also just start out with one shake, if your poping 3 shakes a day your doing it wrong.
it not suppost to replace a meal.

Why shouldn't I take it before I go to sleep? I've done it a few times already.

I've only been taking one a day or every other day (sometimes I don't get a chance to do it every day) and I've only been using it as a supplement.

your body not burning those cals. it going to store it as fat, maybe a very very small amount of muscle but thats assuming u worked out that day.
