For Torres build, he seems to have quite a large neck. To me, he has the traits of an Ecto build; maybe ecto/mes combo.

How is this? I want a neck like this but are there any real neck exercises for building up the upper part of the neck (not the trapezius muscle) or is that all connected?

Also, Ronaldo have a particularly large neck considering he is also another ecto. Is this just natural? Or do you think this is just a by product of their training? I don't seem many footballers with necks their size.

Good luck trying to look like Torres or Ronaldo, not only are they incredibly hansom guys, the fitness level they are at is insane.

Well yes, I agree, their fitness levels will obviously be very hard to acheive but I do not think their physique is that far out of this world to attain. I mean, Torres only has a very slight build, but Ronaldo build is more impressive. I have seen people on here with far better physiques than ronaldo's and I highly doubt that sports/training is their day job.

footy fag here... when heading the ball, most energy generated to do so comes from the neck. We can say Torres' neck comes from many years of training his neck muscles for heading a ball, while Ronaldo's neck muscles come from giving so many blow jobs.

This is 4chan, people lie. But anything is possible if you put in time and dedication. But just remember that both Torres and Ronaldo have been training for a very very long time, growing up through youth academies that got them to the point they are now.

I competed in greco roman (olympic wrestling) for a few years and we did a lot of exercises for the neck, I don't know which ones did it but I have a huge fucking neck.
all that I can remember is the following;

1. push against the top of your head with your flat hand in the opposite direction in which you try to move it, so if you are tilting it left, push on your left side rightwards as hard as you can, do not try to achieve pump, you can not rest neck muscles and you will ruin them.
2. pushups with head instead of hands
3. same as 1, but changing directions really quickly and pushing as hard as you can.

again, never ever ever strain your neck muscles because you can not can not can not risk them.
