sup /fit/ for the past 3 months ive been eating healthy and only drinking water and juice. I just have one question for now , my thighs are bigger than i want them to be , and im not really fat at all, like 7-8 % body fat, how can i lose size in that area without killing my diet, cause i still lift for my upperbody gains aswell.
itt people who think fat is mussels...Also, by cutting off the muscle, it works wonders...OR admit its fat, and do some cardio...OR... if it IS MUSSLES, eat 500 calories a day until you lose all of the mussles on ur legs bro
