So I've been meaning to do Stronglifts 5x5 over the summer, but for the month of July, I can only get to the gym twice a week. So I kind of crammed the three days' workout into one and was wondering how it is.


Tuesday

Squat 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Bench Press 5x5
Bench-Over Barbell Row 5x5
Dips 3 x Failure


Thursday

Squat 5x5

OP again. Now that I look at it, I'm thinking doing Deadlifts on Thursday wouldn't be so bad either.
