Dumbells for Weight Loss Anonymous
Hey /fit/izens
I'm trying to lose weight (5'11, ~190lbs) and I just want to know if using dumbells is a good way to do this. I do 20 squats with them in hand, and 20 lunges on each leg, then 3 sets of 30 curls.These are 10 lbs each. Any changes you might suggest?

Tried that..didn't do too well. I couldn't go much further after the first 30 second sprint. should I be jumping right into it or do light jogging first?

i am same stats +1inch and i feel like an anorexic.

the REAL question is this-->why are you losing weight? societal reasons? because italian models can wear girls jeans? cause /fa/ said 'skinny is the new black?'
190 is a fine weight for a 5'11'' .

lift weights, up the metabolism, and shift body comp. so that your 15% @ 190 becomes 10% along with a 10lb increase in lean mussels at the same total weight. stay 'man sized'

because once you start dumping the calories AND doing 'gentle' 10lb DB circuits...you are on your way to skinny fat land, just like the vast majority of weak, limp wristed (pick one) skinny OR fat denizens of /fit/
