2. Calorie-count.com Go there, make an account, track your calories. NEVER eat under 1200 calories a day.
Remember, you're supposed to eat more calories on days that you exercise than ones where you're sedentary.
But don't just eat high fat foods that stay under your calorie intake for the day. You HAVE to eat healthy. Whole grain pastas/rice/breads, vegetables, fruits, lean meats (chicken, turkey, fish) are essential.
Drink water. Lots of water.
