sup /fit/, do you guys nap alot?

ive found myself pretty tired later on in the day since switching up my lifting routines

is it better to take a quick nap orno nap at all? reason I ask is because if I doze for more than an hour I know it'll fuck with my sleep later on through the night, and I know deep sleep is what you need most right?

so try and keep myself as alert and awake throughout the day and hopefully I'll sleep like a log at night?

I wake up every morning at 6,30AM to get ready for school. (School starts at 8AM but pretty long bus drive.)
When I get back from school I usually fall asleep in the bus back and "nap" for about half an hour.
I go to sleep normally at a working day at 11PM, Friday, Saturday between 5-6AM (partying a lot) and Sunday around 10PM.

I really try to get as more sleep as possible. But sometimes I'm just not tired at the evening.

I nap each day for ~2 hours or so, but on the other hand I sleep 1am to 6am generally.
