Ok, guys of /fit/

A friend of mine brought up an interesting question earlier:

How does masturbation affect fitness/metabolism?

I know it plays a role in testosterone levels. Share your wisdom on this matter.

I've heard some things about it. The rule I follow is to never fap before working out/playing.

I tend feel lethargic after fapping. hence fapping at night if I have trouble sleeping.

But sometimes the opposite happens and I feel more awake after I fap. Like right now. 1am and I still can sleep.

i fap till just before i cum, then i stop and work out, then post workout i fap to completion.
this is more so i can improve how long it takes me to cum though, perhaps i get more testosterone from not having completed? i dunno. all my workouts tend to be the same.
