Hey /fit/, good to be back. Anyways, I'm going home to LA for the week (I'm currently in northern california for summer school, but it ended) and have a bit of a dilemma: I won't be able to lift any weights because I dont want to join a gym for only one week (school starts again in a week). I've been doing great up here, cuz our campus has a gym, but I'm planning on doing a lot of HIIT and cardio, but I'm afraid of losing muscle mass. Suggestions?
