Hey guys just wondering how my smoking habit is going to effect my weight training. I've been doing a lot of HIIT and weightlifting suggested here with tons of SQUATZ lol! But i do tend to smoke a lot, but the thing is I only smoke ultra lights. thanks for your help!pic kind of related.
