Morning is best, but if you can't in the morning then anytime at night is second. The only thing is it might be a bit harder to fall a sleep if you exercise at night. After your meal would be the best time. I'm not sure when you have your last meal but as a side note, don't eat with in three hours before you go to bed. It may be hard to fall a sleep hungry, but you will sleep better and it's healthier.
