Hey /Fit/

About 4 months ago I started jogging.
I jog about 30 min every other day.

My question is, about bad is peanut butter? I've eaten large amounts of it since I was a kid. To this day I eat a large jug week.

Fairly healthy, unsaturated fat, but it's still fatty. Moderation.

I actually haven't heard any bad things about it. to be honest, I did hear it could be part of the best breakfast for when going to school (peanut butter sammich with a glass of milk and oj).

for the record op, peanut butter with bananas is peanut BETTER!

Avoid the stuff with hydrogenated oils, HFCS, and any others that aren't peanuts and salt.

Try to cut down your intake slightly. However, quality peanut butter is a good source of protein and fat.

Seconded. If it's available in your area (read; anywhere besides Amish country), get the natural peanut butter. It's kind of a pain in the ass to mix the oils back in the first time, but they stay mixed when you refrigerate it.

Jif and other shit are fine. All of them are high in calories and should be taken in moderation.
