SKINNYFAG HEREI'm about 5'7 about 120 lbs... mabe a lil moresmall buildskinny wrist that I HATE.. my arms are pretty big I have a 6 pack and I have peks....I'm still skinny probably too skinny my wrist and my legs are my probs and also my mid section..what do I do
OP hereForgot to add I usually end up eating 1-2 times an day and drink ALOT of soda............... does that have anything to do with it

You're probably going to need to switch to full fat sodas.
ex skinny bitch here, 3years later now 200lbs hard muscle. all you have to do is eat healthy with lots of protean and weight lift 3 times a week for a year or so. you will get bigger.
Eat more, move less

Don't worry about having skinny wrists...there's nothing you can do about them, and they're beneficial anyway because if you put on muscle they'll make your forearms look bigger
