Thanks, this looks interesting. I am looking at the one-legged squats section, and it warns you be careful not to wrench your knee (duh). However, I don't understand the safety precaution it gives: "Dont let it bow in or extend forward too much." I hurt my knee badly once doing leg extensions, and had more minor injuries twice doing, oddly enough, one-legged squats, so I haven't tried them for years. I always figured I had weak knees. But now that I find out there is a proper technique, I would like someone to explain that to me so I can try again.
tl;dr what's the proper knee positioning for one-legged squats?
