Alright, /fit/. Age old question:

You wanna be kinda buff, but also toned. Looking like some Abercrombie Model.

Do you:

1. Bulk up first, then work off the fat?
2. Work off the fat first, build on lean muscle?

I'm 6'3" and 185lbs, go to the gym 4-5 days a week. I'm not buff but I'm also not fat, just working on getting up to that Abercrombie look. :p

I already have a woman. But yeah I am shallow. I'm trying to make up for growing up skinny and picked on, so I want to be happy with my physique.

I'm joking about wanting to look like an Abercrombie model, btw. :P If I wanted to be vapid and pretty, I'd be scene kid.
