Bicycle crunches, (or crunches until you can do the bicycle crunches), plank, and hiking uphill for your legs and glutes.

The pushups will work arms, chest, and abs. The crunches are obvious. And the hiking. Yep.

You might want to start with just the pushups until it becomes a habit to exercise. Then add the rest one exercise at a time. It's important to set yourself up for success.
