Trace nutrients required by the human body is exactly that: trace. All those vitamins and minerals don't need to be replenished even daily or weekly. Monthly is fine.
Most trace nutrients including heavy metals are stored in the fat deposits of your body, and your body has no real way of getting rid of your iron except when shitting out dead red blood cells. Therefore, unless you are involved in an extreme accident, you will be fine.
There are even people in dire situations who survived on lollies or other bits of weird food for a month or so before being rescued, so the human body's a lot resilient than you think.
