so tell me, what's the fastest way to lose fat? I honestly don't care if it's healthy or not. The obvious answer is anorexia, but is it really the fastest? I would think you'd reach a plateau after a while. does the 2 4 6 8 diet work?

take the entire bottle of stacker 2 in one go.

the fastest way is to remove it surgically (e.g. liposuction)

the second fastest way is to eat nothing (e.g. starvation). drinking water is probably okay, and necessary as you will die of thirst in about a week. You can also be bulimic, which is a little easier.

The quickest way to lose weight that is actually healthy is to fast during one meal a day. You eat breakfast, then don't eat lunch, then eat dinner. This way your glycogen (sugar) stores run down during the day and you start to burn fat. Exercise before you eat dinner to burn even more fat. If you eat before dinner you are just replenishing your sugar stores and your body will burn that and not your fat.

Not OP, the last tip you have sounds pretty interesting. I hope it's real, I may try that because I could save money by eating breakfast and dinner at home then.

enjoy being skinny-fat and losing all muscle mass so that a wee girl could beat you at arm wrestling

I want to write a book about this, but, jump rope. Jump rope consistently for 8 hour stretches, taking only minute breathers to not pass out. If you do this- and you have to put your body in over drive to- you'll enter a "zone" where the fat just peels off. I lost 20 pounds in a week, no lying. Diet was bare minimum, chicken breast and water.

8 hours? Oh jeez... that could get embarassing in a dorm room...

If you're serious about losing weight, it's your time in "the zone" of increased body temperature that matters. If you're young and there's no chance of a heart attack, I say, push your body to its limits.

this is true. Jumping rope works better than any exercise you will find at the gym, it's better than running or walking, and it puts very little strain on your body. It has a lot to do with the coordination aspect and the constant gravitational pull on your body, for example, a treadmill ends up mostly localizing most people's legs because their midsections remain in roughly the same position. With jumping rope the whole body is moving 100% of the time.

protip: Bulimia is very inefficient, about 50% of all the calories you eaten are still contained in your body after purging.

Drinking bleach. Now, that's pretty speedy.

actually, just about the only thing i wouldn't try is bulimia. I'd rather have junk in the trunk than no teeth.

It seems like doing anything for a goddamn eight hour stretch would result in tremendous weight loss.

Cut off your legs... or your arms... or your head. Whatever.

Fat just peels off? You lost a lot of muscle too.
