/fit/ im 18, 19 in 6 months.

I dont get this shit, i used to game all the time, had bad skin etc, i thought it was because of a bad sleeping patteren etc, then i got bored of gaming, started working out and joined a gym, my skin picked up (mainly on my face) my sleeping hardly changed because of my lifestyle, my diet got better and i didnt drink carbo drinks

now i've gone back to gaming quite frequently, but i still work out/go to the gym literally every two days, my diet is as it was after i quit gaming in the first place and i still take protein shakes, multi vitamins and omega 3 etc, and i hardly have junk food at all.

Now i just seem to think that the reason behind me getting bad skin back is because i game alot, is there any reason in particular that im getting bad skin from gaming? or is it something else that im not realising? thanks

It's a long shot..but you could find games stressful which would impact on your skin

youre playing games inside,so youre not getting any sunlight

well i go out a fair bit in the day, walk to college/work but it sounds so sad, but i play cs:s in leagues so i guess i feel stressed when theres loads of pressure in matches etc, so i should just cut down on playing games that stress me out?

thanks again!

i've noticed this about /fit/ too; perfectly legit questions will be ignored so the usual trolls can troll each other and whine about other threads that reappear every two days. wish i had an answer for ya that wasn't rooted in hearsay and my own guesswork:
i find that after staring at a screen for a while, lilke if i watch a movie or play video games my face becomes noticably more greasy, but i haven't the foggiest idea why. just wash your face man, get one of those tea-tree oil cleansers or something.

Is your gaming habitat dirty?
Do you use a headset?
Have you ever cleaned said headset?
