I have one and this sums it up. It opens up a lot of cool exercises and shit but they're really expensive (but they're a lifetime deal, that is why I don't mind spending money on Iron). For overall conditioning they provide a flow you can't get with a dumbbell.
However, there are a lot of bullshitting bullshitters out there trying to make them and they are making them off balanced and crappy. The shipping is ridiculous and they arn't available in good quality locally unless you live in the fucking middle of nowhere and overall you could end up with a piece of shit. So far, I know dragondoor (the real deal ones) are good to go but fucking unrealistically expensive. Muscledriver has a lot of good shit at discounted prices because they are new, I can personally attest to them being pretty good (by comparison I have no idea). CAP kettlebells are apparently cheap and some folks at crossfit like them but quality wise i'm not sure (although its a fucking piece of iron wtf, swing it around).
