Protein Bars Anonymous
Hey /Fit/,

I'm trying to do the 5-6 meals a day routine, but am finding it difficult to find the time to prepare that many meals (work 8-5) especially the protein component. Can you recommend any protein bars that are good nutritionally? Taste would be secondary.

Most of the ones I've seen all have a trade off; either:
-high in sugar
-high in saturated fat (>20%)
-high in carbs

Which bars do you recommend?

Agreed, it's really the only way to go if you're serious about fitness. If you really can't seem to make time to make all your food for the day (pussy), pack some cottage cheese and a can of tuna. Depending on where you go, they'll have condiments for the tuna right there, or you could just mix it in the cottage cheese for a quick, if not the most satisfying, bite.
