What's your favourite Gluteus workout and which bring the fastest result asap? (ass zone)

I'm on a well balanced diet, go to the GYM about 3-4 times a week.

Or should I just run and keep running?

Deadliftz and squatz should always be your base exercises for posterior development. In addition, lunges, step-ups, and sprinting are all excellent for power and sculpting.
