I have some questions...


Now, I have a workout that I like and It seems to be working, but I have some love handles and a little fat around the bottom of my stomach.
I can see a two pack right now, but can't see anything else due to the fat.

If I did cardio everyday, and I ate good meat, and yes, oatmeal, and cut down on the fatty foods, would this be enough to loose what fat I have?

If calories in < calories out, then you will lose weight. It's as simple as that.

Also if you aren't already, do some HIIT 2-3 times a week.
