So i started doing SQUATZ today. I squatted 145 and I weigh 165. Is this decent for my first time?

I was working out with my friend who's in football and he was watching me and taught me proper form.

Absolutely make sure you have the form down first. I tried last week for the first time and couldn't get it done, and I ended up destroying my lower back and quads. They were hurting for days.

I squatted 180lbs on my first day.

I weighted 175.

I don't know about my form but it was probably pretty shit. I did go ATG though. 2weeks later I was squatting 235lbs and deadlifting over 300lbs for reps with a good form but then again, I've done various sports my whole life.

I'd say it's pretty decent but not FUCKING AMAZING.

Yeah I fucked up really bad on my first squat attempt.

I couldn't walk for days and had to use my arms to get me up and down the stairs.
