this is my goal by the time I'm 25ish. Give or take of course, I already know damn well that that level of fitness isn't maintainable long term, but something fairly close to it is(bit less muscle bit more fat)

right now I'm at the point where I'm about 40lbs of lean muscle mass away from that.

for the most part my diet's always been shit, but the past week I've changed that and right now I'm eating very clean and intaking ~5000 calories a day. I can really tell the difference, my lifts have improved tremendously. I'm planning on mantaining this for 6 months, hopefully bulking up by around 30lbs or so. Then I want to cut and I intend to take Nandrolone Phenylpropionate (in fairly low doses might I add)to help with this. The goal is that by the end of the year I'll be as lean as I am right now, but roughly 30lbs heavier

where can I obtain Nandrolone Phenylpropionate?

OP here, I'll settle for Deca Durabolin if I have to. From my understanding both are good, but Phenylpropionare is a bit better when cutting. My goal isn't to get HUGE, it's just to maintain my gains while cutting. I'm thinking only one cycle and using doses around 80mg(what's typical of female to male transvestites) instead of the more typical 200-300mg doses used by bodybuilders.

why eat all the calories if you're just gonna do a shit ton of cardio to work it off? i'll admit, i'm not an avid fan of cardio, but i've adjusted my diet so that i can do an intense workout and just a little bit of actual cardio and still make gains.

because if you cycling deca and you are in poor cardiovascular health you'll end up having your health compromised as even while cutting putting on lean body mass CAN happen and you want to be ahead of the curve in that regard

you will fail even at roids, i promise you. If you dont have your diet and workouts dialed in, your roids are going to do little than fuck up your body. If your taking in 5000 calories a day plan on being obese at the end.

op, do you realize that he was Mr. Olympia? If your diet is shit, then get it straight. Before you go for the roids maximize your gain without them, else it is not worth it. They are supposed to be a helping tool not something that you count on for your gains. Gains comes with hard work and good diet. Not 'just' roids. And I'm pretty sure that Frank Zane knew that.

I'm weighing my food by the gram and I'm counting my calories. The first month of this 6 month bulk will be somewhat experimental and the last 4 will be more dialed in.

I realize that I'll put on an appreciable amount of fat though.Even in the last week I've noticed a loss of definition in my delts and biceps. I'm still VERY lean but not the walking chart of the human anatomy which I once was. I'm bulking clean, and cutting with juice, or so is the plan. I'm not looking for HUGEness I'm just hoping for a clean 30lb gain(bulk up 35-40lbs in the 6 months and accept the fat gains, then cut and hopefully make muscle gains WHILE on a mild caloric deficit due to the deca) within a year and don't mind tossing $200 at anabolics. Again low doses(80-90mg/week as opposed to the more typical 200-500mg that's often used), hopefully low enough that my testosterone generation isn't too adversely affected.

If you want to go light, try 30mg test. IANAAASU, YMMV.

And frankly, if you don't know how you react to different resistance training protocols, you shouldn't be doing AAS.
If you don't know how you react to food, you shouldn't be doing AAS.
If you cant bench at *least* 1.5x BW, squat 2x BW, and dead 3x BW, you shouldn't be doing AAS.

If you do AAS, you better fucking know what receptors they are mediated by.

I've heard things to that effect, that doses of 100mg deca will effectively stop your bodies testosterone production. I'm all for learning, this is why I'm asking about this MONTHS in advance. I've been lifting for a few years no and I'm fairly close to the bodyweight:lift ratios you mentioned, though traditionally my diet has been my week point. this I'm really working on and even in the past week I've noticed solid gains just from the increased caloric intake and greater intake of protein.
