During squatz last Friday, I began to feel a pain in the hip joint where my legs connected. I hadn't noticed this before. Should I ignore this, rest, or what? I don't like missing my squats.

hmmm, i posted a question on this exact same problem yesterday so I'm suspicious you might be trolling, but i'll pass on the only helpful answer i recieved: might be bursitis

I'm going to vary my stance when i squatz today, it seems to do the trick, and pray to diety that this problem will go away on its own accord.

Google for piriformis. Piriformis syndrome isn't that rare and it causes bursitis there.
