Hey AnonI've been looking at these different dumbbell work outs but none say what the weight of the actual dumbbell is. Is there a set weight or is it different to each person and if so how can i tell what dumbbell is right for me
It depends on what you want to achieve really.Pickup a dumbbell try doing as many reps as you can. If you can do over 7 > too light, under 4 too heavy.
