I just started lifting 2 weeks ago, and I've gone from 176 to 182.

I'm assuming this is just water weight, but I can't help but feel fatter. I even checked my body fat percentage and it's the same.

Is this normal? Any tips on how to conquer this either physical or mental issue?

I have been eating a bit more than I was before, but only because I've been hungrier than before. I wasn't doing any exercise prior and was losing weight from just not eating as much as usual.

I'd still say I'm eating less than my "normal" amount, but I've been trying to make sure it's been mostly protein, vegetables, and whole grain.

182 is not that bad, im 5'8 and i want that weight. currently i am 160ish
