So /fit/ This is my third thread here and probably my last if you help me out. The last time i was told to do HIIT and it worked out except for one thing. I kept exercising but my stomach and ass are still huge is there anything special i should do or just keep on exercising? Thank you
reduce your calories to 2000 cals per day.Eat good food. Lotsa protein.
