Sup /fit/ I've been working out on a consistent basis now for about 1.5 years. I like to work my entire body. I dont like using one session to concentrate on a specific part of my body. Here is how my schedule works.

Day 1: HIIT
Day 2: Upper body (primary)
Mid
Lower
Day 3: HIIT
Day 4: Mid (primary)
Lower
Upper
Day 5: HIIT
Day 6: Lower (primary)
Upper
Mid
Day 7: Rest
