What's the best way to fit the following things into my workout schedule?

-Upper body workout
-Lower body workout
-2 mile jog

Criteria:
-1 rest day
-2 or 3 upper/lower body workouts each
-prefer to have upper/lower body workouts on separate days

Like when 's the best time to do what? WHAT DOES /FIT/ SUGGAST

day 1: chest/triceps bench, dumbell press, kickbacks, etc..

day2:2mile jog

day3:rest

day4: biceps/back pull ups, rows, curls etc..

day5: 2mile jog

day6: legs squatz, calf raises, etc..

day7: rest

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. I already have a series of exercises for my upper and lower body routines though, but thanks a lot. I'll look into those~

What about this:

Day 1 - Upper
Day 2 - Jog
Day 3 - Lower
Day 4 - Upper
Day 5 - Jog
Day 6 - Lower
Day 7 - Rest

I'm just worried about my jog interfering with my lower body workout or vice-versa.
