I want to gain weight , as I weigh like 130 now at 6' . Is it better (faster) to eat many snacks and small meals about 3000kcal or eating 2 or 3 bigger meals once a day.

Shut up. An occasional fast food visit is fine. If you're 6' and 130 lbs, I really doubt this will hurt you in any way.

If they're soft tacos, then we get the exact same thing.

Just remember that calories are just as important to gaining muscle as protein. It sounds like you understand that, but I'm 5'5" 140lbs and eat 3000 Cal a day.

Eat more than the link above and you will gain weight. Also you want 20%-30% of your Calories to come from fat 20% protein rest comes from carbs.
1g protein= 4 Cal 1g carbs = 4 Cal 1g fat = 9 Cal
And yes, it's best to eat in 6 small meals.

My bad, I posted the wrong link. BMR is how many Calories you burn at rest, this will tell you how many you will burn in a day (roughly).
