Hey /fit/ i'm a 20 yr old male and am trying to get a 6 pack, i'm 6 foot tall 145 pounds. and have decent pectorals, i just cant seem to get very defined abdominal muscles i know they are there somewhere cos i can feel how hard it is when i push on my stomach, i tried to just drop weight but its just making my ribs visible, anyone have any good excercises cos i feel these sit ups must be excercising the wrong part or somethingpic unrelated
Might want to put on some mass first. Can't have muscle tone without muscles.But hey, at least you don't have a case.
