Sup /fit/,

I'm in a profession where body size/composition really matters and where it is constantly judged. I suppose that i have REALLY bad body image because of it.

Anyway, I am 5'11" at 170lbs and somewhat muscular (i look fit at least). Anyway, if i go out and eat snacks, or if i buy lunch and eat more than i think is 'ok', I feel like shit. This may not be so abnormal, but the extent to which i feel it is like "adolescent-girl-ish".

I have actually forced vomiting a few times, even though inside i know it is awful for me...what does /fit/ do in a situation like this?
