alright /fit/ i was wondering if you could give me some decent advice.

i noticed recently my stomach region is a bit flabby.

what would be the best/safest/fastest/most effective way to lose weight in the stomach/love handle area and tone up?

Go jog or bicycle.

Swimming is a terrific option if you do a lot of it consistently. You build muscle as well as burn quite a bit of calories.

Sure!
Swimming is a great exercise. You can do pretty good cardio too, just swim around as fast as you can.

Also you can do all kinds of exercises in the water, using water resistance.
