4000 calories a day is an awful lot. Are you counting right? Be sure it's spread over 5-6 meals a day. Get plenty of fat, too. It's important. But not too much saturated fat and little to no trans fats. No refined sugar, no matter what. And throw out that weight gainer shit. Nothing but calories without any vitamins or minerals mixed in. Limit yourself to just 1 cardio session a week, just for maintainence.
