Hey, /fit/, I'm new to his board and exercising in general but from what I've seen, this picture of Tyler Durden is pretty much what a lot of people are working towards. So I've decided to go for it as well. After going on google to find the routine, I found this.

Monday - Chest

3 - 75 Push ups
3 - Bench press 165,195,225 (25, 15, 8 reps)
3 - Nautilus press 80,100,130
3 - Incline press 80,100,130
3 - Pec deck machine 60,70,80

Tuesday - Back

3 - 25 ull ups
3 - Seated rows 75,80,85
3 - Lat pull downs 135,150,165

people on this board have come to hate that picture and that workout routine. so you're either trolling or just misinformed.

if you want a real starting workout, begin with this:

http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/

waaaaaaay better and will actually get you in shape as opposed to just hurting yourself doing that stupid amount of pushups.

unless you're a troll, then 2/10, the 2 for making me type out this lengthy response.

Not a troll, just completely ignorant to anything that has to do with working out. Thanks for the help!
