Hey /fit/

Today i have a fitness test for the Royal Air Force. I am a twenty year old female, i am 6ft 1 and i weigh 9 stone yadda yadda yadda. Anyhow, i have been training for this test for a while now, and i am fairly confident that i will pass.

-2400 meter run in 11 minutes = Check i can do that
-20 press ups = check
-20 sit sups = check.

Now, i usually do my work outs in the morning, on an empty stomach, and i don't really have a problem with that however, this test is in the evening and i'm being honest, i havn't ever done a hard work out in the evening? So, what i am asking is, how can i prepare myself for tonight..

-What shall i eat today?
-Shall i go for a work out prior to my test?
-Shall i take any vitamins?

Anything that will give me an extra boost for this evening. Thanks in advance.

this workout isnt really that hard =/ Just take your vitamens and eat normally like you usually do and you should be fine just dont eat too close to the test it might cramp you up

it takes about 2-3 hours to digest food and to have the energy available to you.

I know there are more specific times for proteins, carbs. etc.

I'm the same way, I do my morning runs on an empty stomach but I lift weights around 5pm. I follow the 2-3 hour rule for myself.

You can eat a few fruits before your test as fructose digests very quickly, but anything heavier give a 2-3 hour gap.

wish I could be more help.

Goodluck, and kick arse.
