Jumping Anonymous
Hey, /fit

So I want to be able to jump like a nigga.

I've been a good boy and been doing my squatz, cleanz, and dedliftz, so I know that building strength is essential to my goals, but are there other ways to assist the explosiveness and coordination of my jumps?

I can't tell if plyometrics are for real or not, and if they are, how much strength do I need before I should start using them? And if I do use them, which ones do I use?

Air Alert and other programs like it look like scams. Can anyone verify?

You should be able to squat 1.5xBW before doing plyometrics so you won't wreck yourself
