Hey /fit/,So a couple weeks ago I decided to get my ass in gear and start doing major cardio. I do 5-6 days a week and I'm feeling great so far..But.. Since I've started I feel like I'm sweating much much more during normal everyday activities. Shit, if I just stand in the sun I start dripping sweat now. Is this normal/expected/healthy?BTW, I also dropped all sodas a couple weeks ago and drink nothing but large amounts of water.

OP here: The pic isn't me. I sweat mostly from my head and face... It literally starts dripping off of me within minutes...
It just shows that your sweat glands are healthier now.
You're burning calories. Just deal with it.
