Okay /fit/, I want to get..fit...quickly. I eat well, and I'm slim, but I'm not physically fit. I've been doing situps and other exercises to improve my stomach muscles, but I want to make my legs stronger, I have very weak muscles around my right knee that can cause the cap to slip out when I do high impact sports, or anything that involves running and until I strengthen my legs I won't be able to get as fit as I want to.So my question to you /fit/, is can you recommend execises that will strengthen my legs quickly.
