Hey /fit/.I've been working out at home for a while now, but for the last 10 weeks I seriously started working out at the gym 3 times a week, just lifting weights.Now, I'm 170 pounds and about 6'1", I can deadlift 250x6, bench 155x6, squat 165x6, and probably do over 15 pull-ups.Now, question, am I doin it rite?
Your squats are really low compared to everything else. It looks like your doing the correct exercises. Also, for 6'1" your really light. Get on stronglifts, drink lots of milk, eat lots of eggs.
Not OP, but I've got similar results.I weight 150 and I'm on benchx5 155 pounds, squats 165x5, deadlifts 195x5, 90x5 overhead press (two 45 pound dumbells), and 3xF pullups is usually around 12-13, 8-9, 6-8
