hay /fit/, /b/tard here out of boredom. im a skinnyfag that has a pretty hearty appetite yet cant gain a single pound. and i eat shit for food most of the time: bacon egg hash sandwich at least once a day, constantly snacking on milano cookies, lots of pizza (i work at a pizzeria), etc. once i get back to school i plan on hitting the gym and maybe fixing my diet. what does /fit/ recommend for diet and some tips on a good workout plan?

by the way, 6 ft ~135lb
