Here’s my situation, I’m stuck in an area far away from any gyms and have no weight lifting equipment. My goal right now is to tone my body, I’m in great health but I want my body to truly show it.

What I mainly want to do is focus on increasing my peck size, anyone have any suggestions on what exercises would help with this that doesn’t necessarily require equipment?

this is already part of my daily work out sessions, besides push ups target a large area (abs, back, arms, ect if your doing them right) is there workout that can single out the pecks?

listen to this anon, if you don't have access to a bench press or dumbels pushups are probably the best way. if you find them too easy or something try doing harder ones, say, diamond pushups. also, you can target specific places by changing the angle at which you do them (incline for upper pecs, etc)

Butterflies.

I have a weight machine that has the proper crap for butterflies, but if you don't you can do this:

Take two dumbells, one in each hand of course, And lay on your back on a bench, very similar to bench press. Then, hold the dumbells straight out to your side, making a T. Then, lift them up, keeping your arms straight, and meet them above your chest. Then bring you arms back to the T position.

Hope that helps. Be sure not to use too large of weights though, else you could injure yourself.

Dips, though they are kind of the same like push-ups, just better. Kind of hard to target specific muscles without any kind of weights. You could try flies with some shit in your hands.. Most people don't need a lot of resistance doing flies anyways.

Yea, they're called flies. and you can use heavy weights, just for the love of god don't keep your arms straight like that. That puts way too much stress on your elbows.

You should keep them slightly bent, and you want your motion to be similar to hugging a big tree; keeping your arms dead straight and just lifting like that is an express ticket to blowing out your elbows.
