Hey fit,

I've been trying to lose that "pouch" over the lower abs. Any suggestions? I already do roughly 25min of warmup cardio at the gym, 3 sets of 50 situps w/ 45lbs (on a machine), 2 sets of 15 with 80lbs, 50 leg lifts, and a 2 sets of 10 of another exercise I don't know the name of.

After that, I do my regular lifting routine for whatever muscle group I'm working on that day, then hit the punching bag for about 15-20minutes (as constant as I can).

Any other recommendations? I figure much more cardio, and I would run in the mornings, but by the time I get up it's like 2pm, cause insomnia fucking sucks. Hence why I'm still up at 7am.

crunches > sit-ups.

Seriously. Learn bicycle crunches and do those for bonus points.

I'm actually very disciplined with my diet. No sodas, I quit smoking and drinking, I prepare my own food now, taking protein/glutamine shakes.

But dragon flags are fuggin crazy. I can only do like 2 or 3, and I'm pretty sure I cheat by not putting my legs all the way down hah.

dragon flags are advanced ab exercises. i bet half the fags here don't even do them correctly but mention them to feel hardcore.

do leg raises of all sorts and keep your technique correct.
