I need to know some things about oatmeal. I cant stand it with just hot water. I'm on a zero% fat diet atm and need to know what goes well with them. Because I'm too poor to afford much else atm it's all I really eat except for dinner.

so what can I put with it that is healthy.

Get some honey, and nuts, and a banana. Chop the banna up into the oatmeal. Also if you're poor try to find some canned meats. Canned chicken breast is cheap. You should worry about nutrition. Only oatmeal isn't that good for you. TONS of complex carbs. You need to add protein to your diet, and some vegetables and fruit.

Stop.

Your problem is not fat. Let me tell you that fat is the second most important nutrient, after protein, in a weight-loss diet, because it will increase the metabolism meaning weight will be lost easier during exercise. Your problems are saturated fats and simple carbohydrates, which are found in your shitty potato chips and the like. You'll want a decent (Not excessive) quantity of EFAs and Complex Carbohydrates every day if your goal is to cut body fat. Combine these with your maintenance caloric intake and you'll have a much easier time.

tl;dr, eat fat, fuck bitches

>Monounsaturated fats (MUFAs) lower total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol (the bad cholesterol) while increasing HDL cholesterol (the good cholesterol). Nuts including peanuts, walnuts, almonds and pistachios, avocado, canola and olive oil are high in MUFAs. MUFAs have also been found to help in weight loss, particularly body fat. Click here for more weight loss nutrition tips.

>Polyunsaturated fats also lower total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol. Seafood like salmon and fish oil, as well as corn, soy, safflower and sunflower oils are high in polyunsaturated fats. Omega 3 fatty acids belong to this group.
