Hey, /fit/. I'm not really sure where else to go to post this, but it seems to fit this board fairly well, so I'll put it in here.

I'm having heart problems and difficulty breathing. My heart speeds up and slows down without any real reason except for maybe tension and stress, and often skips beats. The breathing is hard to explain for a non-asthmatic. Those who have it are familiar with that tight, crushing feeling in your chest that doesn't kill you (fortunately) but leaves you really uncomfortable and out of breath. I started taking some medicine and it's helping a little bit. Nebulizer treatments don't help much, which bothers me.

What do you guys think is wrong? My doctor says the breathing may just be from stress, and my coworker says the heart thing might just be a "heart murmur," which isn't anything TOO serious.

I'm somewhat of a hypochondriac, so I'm afraid I'm just making a big deal out of nothing. Too many medical dramas. Advice?

Pic somewhat related.

OP again. I can't believe I forgot to mention this.

I'm nineteen years old, male, and of average weight. I have freakishly weak legs and arms, probably from sitting in a chair most of the time.

Do breathing exercises, I hear those help.
