Love Handles Anonymous
How the hell do I work on getting rid of them at home without any equipment without working on any other parts of my body? I'm happy with everything except for my damn sides.

I'm already living off of fruits, vegetable, fish, chicken, whole wheat breads, peanut butter, water, and milk. I want to know exercises that target only the love handles.

Liposuction is right then, if you want spot reduction.

You can not target fat loss. Working on the muscles would only build muscles under the fat.

Then explain how people get flabby asses from not working on them, yet have toned abs and such?

You can't target fat loss, as already mentioned. People have many different body types, so that's why you can have women with small waists and large asses (or breasts), and men with huge guts and no asses.

You're going to have to take in less calories than you burn. But it's possible that your body stores more fat in your love handles. Depending on how much you feel you need to lose, you might have to get down to 5-10% body fat to have a trim waist.

So, run, crunches, push ups, pull ups, squats (unweighted is fine, just do high-rep).

Look. I'm going to make it easy for you. Seriously.

Only eat when you *need* food. You must take in less calories than you burn a day, that is all there is to it.

45 minutes of moderate cardio every other day.

You will lose your love handles.

low carb diet (protein mostly),
eat 5-7 meals a day
30-45 minutes of cardio thrice a week
you can also try HIIT training, but it's not the best option for beginners, very exhausting

Run until you cant stand up.

Then as soon as you can stand up, run some more!
