OP here, I was also wondering (depending on my body type) what exercises I should be doing. I don't have any muscle tone anywhere -not even my calves - and I've been working out on the treadmill/cardio for the past year. I can't seem to get definition.

All joking aside, you've got a good weight for your height. Just doing the typical "girl" exercises, pilates, dumbbell lunges, that strange "butt blaster" thing at the gym that looks like a horizontal squat machine for girls (and gay men), will tone you up.

OP: yeah I know, but I'm still self-conscious, plus I have a few scars on my legs that are noticeable, I don't want people from my school going on here and thinking "hey.. you have that same scar as that girl on the internet"

You look like an ectomorph to me. You don't seem to have much body fat at all, plus you're tall.

I think strength training would be a waste of time for you. Male ectomorphs find it extremely difficult to put on any muscle, so I doubt a female ecto would be able to do it without massive amounts of effort/time/steroids.

Ultimately, I don't think you really need to change your body in any way. Female ectomorphs and mesomorphs are really lucky (I'm a female endomorph--trust me, you're blessed).
