People always try and tweak Starting Strength when they shouldn't. Newbs (that's you) will get the best benefit from the program by following it VERBATIM. You aren't equipped to tweak or change a tried and true program. Cut that HIIT shit, do it once on Friday AFTER the workout if you must. Drink a gallon of milk every day on top of normal food intake. Starting Strength is the single best way for a novice to gain strength and mass, IF YOU DO IT RIGHT.

The problem with the idiots here who read the wiki/forums on SS is that they miss out on a. all the detailed information on how to lift and b. how important it is to stick to the program verbatim.

tldr; buy the book or rapidshit it, follow the program to the T.

your food looks fine though, now add milk.

by the looks of it he's eating clean, so I think he'll be a fine looking strong guy

if he dirty bulked then that's something to worry about, even then 2-3 weeks of cutting isnt the end of the world (see:NOT CHUBBY AT ALL JUST MINIMAL FAT TO CUT OFF)
