Currently am doing a simple workout program/method. I dont particularly want to get too huge. Brad Pitt in Fight Club is the goal.

Day 1:
Loads of stomach crunches
Loads of leg raises
Loads of chinups with hands close
Loads of chinups with hands far apart
(both chinups done with palms of hands facing towards me)
Day 2:
8 mile bike ride

Repeat endlessly.

Also am concentrating on eating loads of protein- roughly 1 g/1 lb.

You'll end up wearing your body out if you don't add at least one day of rest per week.

What the hell are you talking about? You don't have to let your entire body rest for a whole day, if you work out legs all the time, then, yes let them rest for a day, but If your routine consists of you doing different workouts each day, you should be fine.

It might not hurt your body now, but somewhere down the road you'll end up injuring something through overuse.

Way too many reps. Use weights, keep the reps from 8-12.
