Chest/Arm Workouts Anonymous
So I broke my wrist about a year ago and it's getting to the point where I can lift heavier objects (60-80 lbs) before it starts to hurt.

I need to start working on my chest and arms again but I don't think I'll be able to do a decent amount of push ups or bench pressing. Are there any other decent techniques I can use that don't put a ton of stress on my wrist to build up these areas?

Thanks fit freaks.

Don't be impatient or you'll risk fucking your wrist up for good.

This. I'd follow his advice with dumbell benching, start as small as you need to, even with 20s if you think its appropriate

This man is a nigger. Pushups put your wrist in a weird position, not highly recommended for when recovering from an injury.
