/fit/, i come to you asking:

How is biking for weight loss? I've tried running in the past, and i'm decent at it, but I don't find it as enjoyable as biking

there's a park near me which is around 4 miles long if you jogged around it, and i'm curious, to get the same effects as jogging how many times would I have to bike around it?

Picture unrelated.

biking kicks ass. i rode 20 miles yesterday. it may have even been productive if i hadn't had 5 beers in the process.

Depends how fast you cycle/run if you're jogging, not running, then probably not very many.

I'm hoping that you meant that you were drinking beer out of a hydration pack while cycling. Cause, if you were, you're my hero for the next 5 minutes.

First case of BWI I've ever heard of.

I also like biking because it's low impact and you get to go more places because you're moving faster

we can pretend that because that's better. actually, i rode 10 miles to applebees, drank 5 22 oz. boulevard wheats, ate a brewtus burger and 10 boneless blackened wings, then rode 10 miles home.
