how do you stick to your diets? Anonymous
I've been making good progress on my weight, lost 16 lbs so far, but I still have a major sweet tooth. I already eat tons of fruit / yogurt / etc. and negative calorie snacks, but I still have chocolate cravings like crazy.

So far, I've been managing it by doing extra cardio to burn off at least as many calories as I've eaten extra, and I make sure not to exceed 1400 cal in the first place. (Not going into starvation mode. I'm fucking tiny, and I only burn about 1700 in the first place).

Are there any alternatives I could use? I've been considering getting chocolate protein shakes instead of regular, but I'm worried that those are just fortified McDonald's shakes.

I've never had to go on a diet because I grew up around healthy Grandparents who always fed me healthy foods. As a result of this I just kept eating these foods as I grew up. I crave healthy food.

I usually keep fat free chocolate pudding around the house for when I get chocolate cravings. It's only about 100 calories a cup, tastes great, and is a dollar for a 4 pack.
Toothpicks and sugar free gum are great to have around if you are one of those people who eat out of boredom.
And chocolate protein shakes are great for keeping your appetite at bay, but some brands taste like chalky ass.
