Yes. I eat almost exclusively for health with occasional "cheat" days to satisfy whatever craving I might have - keep in mind I don't displace any of the nutrient dense foods for junk.
In a cardiovascular sense, at my peak I could run 10 miles in an hour, probably more if I'd pushed myself. Now, I can still maintain an indefinite jog, but nothing like I used to.
The norm for me is also to be at single digit body fat but at the moment I'm a few %s higher than usual.
