/fit/,i wanna hear your different methods that have worked for you stop certain food cravings especially at night
>> juxpatose !CU.kaXijgE
Drink lots of water

Also, food can't be craved if it's not there in the first place

When you go shopping, don't buy shit that you know is bad for you, or tell your parents to do the same

Buy only ingredients- not processed, packaged food. It'll take a great amount of time and effort to make anything tasty, and your craving will usually subside in a few minutes. Failing that, you could reach for a piece of fresh fruit, too. :3

yah, fruits and veggies are very filling. a big salad w/ vinegrette (sp?) and be just what the doctor ordered...

also, a big thin soup. say, 2-3 cups of miso soup.

I read that gargling with mouthwash will help curb cravings because you wouldn't want to get your mouth dirty again.

p.s. those cookies look fucking delicious

Won't work. Most restaurant meals are loaded with calories. Learn to cook; it's beneficial for both your image and your health.

my weakness if the fuckin orange and purple dunkin donuts boxes..its the color that gets to me for some reason..i actually try to put all the bad stuff in front of the cabinets,or right in the open, so others can see it and eat it so there would be no more temptation rather than hiding all the sweets

I tend to drink a few litres of water, then fuck off away from the kitchen.

theres no real trick, its fucking hard and basically comes down to willpower. i live in an environment where there are a lot of temptations, and im not going to lie, they get the best of me a lot. the best thing I can suggest is to bring a lot of water into your room/whatever and stay the fuck away from the kitchen

I give in and eat steaks at 4 am.

After a certain point of eating healthy and lots of exercise, you'll start seeing junk food as repulsive. Took me about...a year and a half. Haven't touched chips, fast food, soda, processed sugar, and candy in that time period, and I can't stomach the thought of eating that shit anymore.

A low carb diet comprised of whole foods and tons of fat killed all cravings. Willpower didn't even enter into it.

I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full.
Chewing your food and eating slowly can help you cut back on how much you eat.
Ice water helps too if you drink it when you feel hungry.
Also eating what you're craving is okay as long as you don't go crazy.

its hard to eat just a certain amount of chocolate or cookies sometimes...binging usually starts with that one cookie, then for some reason, you cant stop eating it

If you stop eating junk food and fill up on healthy food plus 8 glasses+ of water, cravings should go. I have some green or black tea (with no sugar or milk) if I get a bit hungry at night.

Avoid all alcohol; it makes you feel extra hungry even when you are full.
