Drink a lot of water and 2 cups of green tea/day. Make your own green tea, don't buy a 2L Lipton cause it's crap. Green tea boosts your basal metabolism by 30%. Search for diets online. Work out. 4 days a week = cardio, 2 days = go to the gym. Why? Because muscle burns fat. Not the bones, not your eyes, but only the muscles. Build more muscle mass, the more calories you burn just by sitting. This and a good diet + green tea is a killer. In 2 months you will be looking good again.
