i've been doing a mixture of stronglifts and bill stars 5x5 and i've hit a plateau. i've been on the program for a while now, is it time for me to switch it up and try a new program? stronglifts 5x5 is a beginner program, when are you no longer a beginner?

should i just stick with stronglifts and push through

and if i should move on, any suggestions on other programs? or should i make my own?

A good marker is when you can squat 1.5 times your bodyweight.
