I was thinking about doing a triathlon in the summer, and I thought I should start training lightly now.I weigh about 160, I am just under 6'2" high, I don't know my body fat percentage but it is probably under 15%.The only exercise I get is the occasional game of soccer and riding my bike.I don't know much about swimming, biking or running, other then what I looked up recently.Can any one offer any links or advice, as to what my goals should be the months before the race.Pic unrelated but still good at getting attention.
