I'm not sure if this belonged in /ck/ or here more, but considering /ck/ just eats anything thats delicious and fattening or just otherwise, not good for you, I thought I'd post this here. So, anyone else love Kashi's stuff? Their GOLEAN line of stuff is amazing. I have their oatmeal and cereal and sometimes waffles in the morning and their Kashi Roll! bars as a snack later in the day. I only recently tried their Roll! bars, and they're great since you really have to chew the stuff hard, and by the end, you're pretty satisfied.
*Bump*
I love Kashi stuff.Mostly their GoLean bars and their TLC Crackers (with Hummus). They also make frozen waffles/dinners which are pretty amazing and clean.
>>123024How are their dinners? I've only tried a frozen dinner (other than pizza) once, and I didn't like it. Was Lean Cuisine, I believe.
>>123026Imagine lean cuisine with real, quality ingredients. The real issue is the price. Around me, they can be $4 each when not on sale.
Kashi cereals are the only cereals I'll eat, as they don't have HFCS, sugar, or corn. The only issue is the price, but honestly, it's totally worth it to me.
>>123032Kashi cereal is amazing, but its quite expensive. I usually buy store-brand whole grain flakes and add fresh blueberries/blackberries/strawberries/bananas for flavor.
Sucks for you guys. Either Wal Mart and Publix always have some sort of sale on Kashi cereals and other products. I usually buy the cereal $2-2.50 at most.
I just had a bowl of Go Lean cereal this morning. Good stuff.
Isn't this stuff loaded with soy?
>>123069Probably.
I couldn't find any Kashi oatmeal today. It made me sadface.
>>123092aw, why not? I eat the Truly Vanilla every other morning.
>>123093They weren't carrying it atm.
I've been to /ck/ before. Half of those queers make threads about shit like microwavable Pizza Bagel Bites or weaboo shit like they actually know Japan. How fucking hard is it to microwave goddamn food that came in a box to be microwaved? I expected some hardcore French cuisine topics about techniques or ingredients, but oh well. It's a wall of dicks over there
I love golean crunch. Hands down, it's my favorite breakfast cereal.Well, reese's puffs is delicious, but I call that a sugar bowl, not a breakfast cereal.
>>123224The closest thing to non-weeaboo cuisine there is a quilt of bacon, sometimes posted with a picture of a bsld man eating it.
I have had their pizzas, pretty good but not the best. I cant argue with only 250~ calories for 1/3rd of the pizza. That's one fucking slice of a normal pizza in comparison.I eat their oatmeal every other morning, and sometimes their cereals once in awile when I want a treat.I binge on the granola bars, mainly the TLC shit. The pumpkin flax? Fucking OM NOM NOM.Have not tried the crackers or granola yet. I may try the frozen dinners sometime.
I recently got some of the cereals, that is some delicious shit. I haven't tried any of their other products yet, but I plan to.
How is it compared to other cereals?Shredded wheat only has 3 ingredients: Whole wheat, wheat bran and BHT.
