Hey /fit/I'm a somewhat active individual, I try to hit the total gym/jog at least every other day but when it comes to endurance I can't seem to build any, regardless of how I may up my workout intensity over time. Any tips/programs you'd like to share?
LOWER your workout intensity and do it for longer, you fucking imbecile.
