author of site is partly correct that thin people can have diabetus, and that not all fat people have diabetus, and that skinny people die too. What the author forgets (?) to mention is that diabetus occurs in thin peolpe largely because of poor eating habits (and I dont know of any thin people who had to have a foot removed b/c of diabeetus), that people who are obese are more likely to develop diabetus (because of thier poor eating and excercize habits), and skinny people are a lot less likely to die because of clogged arteries, or other health complications that arise from being insanely huge (CANCER). That being said, a little bit of fat is good for you. It afts both as insulation, and as nutritional reserves. Also, fat people are a lot harder to kill with a car, despite thier slower velocity. They are also harder to injure with a knife, gun, etc, because thier fat acts as a layer of flabby armor that protects thier vital organs.
