Chest muscles Anonymous
Dear /fit/,
I've been going to the gym for a couple of months now, and I bulked up quite nicely.
However my chest still isn't what I want it to be ..
On the outside it jumps out and is as big as I want it to be, but then it goes down to the middle .. it's like a V and I don't have a clue to how I just train the middle.

Could any of you give me some good training programs for that part?

this man speaks the truth.

i've heard of people claiming they built the middle part of their chest using pullovers (just google the term)

but i dont have that problem so i can not deny nor comfirm the exercise's results

Close grip benchpress / pushups, trains the "middle" part (although there's no middle, it's the same muscle)

always gonna be thicker on the outside because it is the point of connection for that muscle to the part of the body that moves it

Middle grip is right, but to clarify - don't kick your elbows forward - let them continue to point away from your torso. As your elbows begin to point towards your feet, you are using your chest less and less. Also - by close grip, I'm talking about no closer than 6" hand to hand. Much closer than that and you're using your triceps

you're using your triceps mainly with any close grip
