hey fitfags.
i'm a thin dude, i dont have much muscle on me, have a bit of fat. 6'3 weighing 156 pounds.
i want to work on my stomach, get rid of the bit of fat that is there. it isn't much of a gut or anything, just looks more flabby than muscly.
what would be the best way to reverse this? crunches and cardio workouts like running? because at the moment i'm probably doing two half hour runs a week and crunches whenever i can.

you can't reduce fat on specific areas

1.) lurk more, your questions are constantly asked and answered.
2.) Fix your diet, a great diet is more important then a great workout, and I promise yours isn't good enough.
3.) Do weighted curls, captain's chair, oblique crunches, bicycle curls.
4.) You have abs, you can't see them because of the fat. You need to focus more on cardio then weight training, look up HIIT, and do it four times a week and you'll be well on your way.

I'm aware. I only mentioned my stomach because it's my only area that is actually that fatty.

1.) sorry dude. i only popped in to get some advice. I've been in here a bit before. Trying to spend less time in front of screens so murking law wasn't ever really going to happen.
2.) I've been just focusing on eating less crap in the last couple of weeks. I might start fine-tuning my diet soon then.
3. noted.
4. also noted. thanks.
