Hay guys.

Anyone got an idea on areas I should work on? I'm pretty much just started doing dedicated exercises and I'd like some guidance as to what parts of my body need the most work. Thanks!

Better Idea:

Apply for a grocery store job. Yes I'm serious. If your looking to get buff, then go do it. Not only are working a physically intensive job but your getting paid to do it.

I recommend starting with some core exercises, and pushups. Then add squats. Then add some cardio. Then add other strength building exercises.

lol @ supermarket comment.

Do full body workouts atm with compound exercises until you have built up enough foundation to start a split, then you might actually be able to find your weaknesses.

I used to work the graveyard shift at a grocery store. All I did was fuck up my back and bust my ass all day for minimum wage. Fuck that shit.
