So /fit/... I need some help.

I have spent the past 6 or so months losing 40 pounds. I lost alot of fat and now that I am starting to gain muscle, I am at the gym everyday. I switch days: one day upper body, one day lower body. The problem is that while I am very enthusiastic about working my upper body, I have no interest in working my lower body and find it boring. This is because, in my opinion, my lower body needs little work, if any. My calves are very sculpted, my thighs are pretty big and mostly muscle, and my butt is admirable. As a result, I don't see how I can be too interested in working out my lower body.

/fit/, Is there anything I can do?

pic sorta related, but is not me.

Not too keen on squats. Hurt my back earlier and sent my work out to a hiatus for 2 weeks. Fearful of back-dependent exercises since. Anything else?

Barbell step-ups. Make it heavy, find a solid bench to step on.

OP here. But I mean, is there anything I can do to make myself more encouraged towards it?
