I eat very healthy foods for the most part, my diet consists of alot of healthy foods, ranging from fruit and granola to steak and vegges, my question is, is it ok to cheat once in a while and maybe once a week have home fries with my breakfest or have a big dessert when out with friends?
No. I used to be a healthy guy, just like you, and then just once time I had some apple pie after dinner and I gained 750 pounds, lost my girlfriend, my job, my genitals rotted off, and I died.
