- 1 grilled chicken breast (cut in three pieces and pounded to 1/2 inch)
- 1 toasted whole wheat pita
- 2 heaping tbsp homemade guacamole (avocado, lime juice, sun dried tomatoes, cilantro, red onion, S&P)
- 1 glass red wine

Apricots, sultanas, and chopped nuts work well. Mainly go for sweet tasting fruits rather than bitter ones.
