hey /fit/
i used to be 215 lbs at 6'1 but i started riding this bike and its a nice bike.
now i am down to 190 but i still have a good bit of extra baggage on my stomach.
so then i started doing about fifty push-ups, 50 crunches and 50 side crunches a night.
i have been doing that everynight for the past week and a half and i have not seen any results.
i have also cut out most of the bad shit in my diet and eliminated all fast food.
what the fuckin hell am i doing wrong?

50 isn't very much, do like 200 of each spread out through the day. running is also alot better than biking, you'll get alot better results from doing some of that.

thinking that crunches are going to burn away belly fat. keep at cardio, good diet, and it will keep going away.

Count your calories.
Take in 500 less calories than your modified BMR.
Chart progress weekly and not daily.

Healthy weight loss is 1-2 lbs/week.
