do you guys do any cardio at all?

If so, when. after you lift the same day?
the days in between your 3 day split?

I used to play soccer 5 times a week, M-TH, for an hour often resulting in doing 5x5 program and playing on the same day.

I couldn't really give 100% playing cause of legs just trembling, but managed to lose 10lbs within 6 weeks.

Now I don't do any cardio, but I plan to end 5x5 this week and start doing HIIT starting next week while also taking a break from lifting for a week.

i do HIIT right after lifting because i've gotten rid of the glycogen in my body by lifting, so the HIIT immediately starts burning fat rather than glycogen

I do HIIT on an elliptical for twenty minutes when I finish lifting on MWF and then cardio/hiit on again on either saturday or sunday.

hit is just a stupid way of saying interval cardio training.......Interval Cardio Training is the shit......but you can do pretty much anything you can do ICT sittups if you want or ICT jogging or weight lifting or whatever.......HIIT is not an entire workout though some people seem to think it is you still need to powerlift if you wanna get strong.......
