Healthy Snacks Anonymous
Dear /fit/fags,

I'm 5'11 and ~166lbs, trying to hit 175. I've been exercising for the last 3 months super seriously (4 nights a week M - W - F- Sat) and I've had good results. I started at 155 so I've put on 12 lbs of (hopefully) pure muscle. I've also been trying to reduce what little fat I have on my body by just eating healthier.

What are some good snacks for someone who is trying to gain muscle, but not fat?

I already have some cottage cheese, but I'm getting bored with it. I know peanuts are good as well. Is beef jerky acceptable? What are some good, healthy, easy snacks?

beef jerky is fine. yogurt, skim cheese, milk, naturally more peanut butter (shits good), eggs, rice, brown rice, oatmeal... check the labels. I keep my fats and protein close to a 1:1 ratio when eating an actual meal. protein shakes and shaker bottles are convenient for snack tiem
