I have some fairly small arms. How would I go about getting more definition in them?
The picture isn't me, but it's kinda what I'm looking to achieve.

Those size arms aren't too hard to achieve. It took me roughly three months, and I wasn't particularly trying to get bigger.

Arms twice a week, three sets of roughly 8 to 10 (should be to near-failure or failure), protein after lifting, should be sufficient.

Bicep curls, preacher curls, tricep extensions, lateral raises, wrist curls and reverse wrist curls with barbells.

Although the form in some lifts isn't perfect in the .gifs.
