Eating before sleeping. People always say it's bad, but I can't really sleep on an empty stomach, strange as that may sound.

I usually don't eat a lot before bed, usually just some yoghurt, a slice or two of bread and a large class of cold milk.

How does /fit/ feel about eating just before bed?

don't do it. If you have to have something to snack on, never have anything with carbs, every last calorie is going to be stored as fat.

Safest thing to eat before sleeping is cottage cheese.

yeah thats just not true, you actually burn more calories sleeping then you do sitting and watching TV. you're actually better off eating something with protein before sleep so your metabolism takes the smallest hit possible for going 8 hours without doing anything. "lulz it all gets stored as fat cuz u dun move! ^_^" is just a myth

Depends on your diet.

You should, however, brush your little crooked ass yellowy teeth before sleeping. And floss them too.

wrong.
Carbs before sleep induce an insulin spike and since you don't do much while lying in bed it does get stored as fat.

any calories that are not used are stored as fat. The eating before bed thing is a myth.

Eating 2000 calories in the morning will give your body the same energy content that eating 2000 calories before bed will. If you do not burn those calories then they will get stored as fat, be they carb or sugar calories.
