Bowl of cheerios with 1% milk. Two tall glasses of water. One egg. Two pieces of toast with butter on them, and one can of V8 vegetable juice.

Just cooked up a real mean healthy meal, gentlemen!

1 can of chicken breast over the stove with salt and a caeser salad dressing spray, with strips of pita bread. Cooked with little amounts of boiled water here and there, stove'd for about 20 minutes. Chicken being mashed/shredded by me in the meantime. All this in a nice half pita bread shell. Yummy lunch.

50.5g protein, 30g carbs, 4.5g fat.
