So /fit/ need a Workout plan Anonymous
Ignore the drawings on the picture. That was my ex who did that. I'm the blond guy next to the girl and as you can see, I wear heavy clothing to hide my flabby stomach.

Lately I have been exercising quite a bit. I've been running up and down 6 flights of stairs at my apartment this past week I did 4 sets of those, and starting tonight I will be doing 5 sets of the flights of stairs and increase the amount once a week til I get to 10. I would jog outside but that is too dangerous for my current area.

I am slightly overweight being 180 at 5 foot 10. So all my current fat is at my belly, ass and legs as well as a bit on my chest.

I have love handles I have been DYING to get rid of and have been doing Yoga at my school for about an hour. As soon as I get the basics of Yoga (just started 2 weeks ago) down I will be doing them every day.

What I am looking for is just to be in shape where a six pack is barely visible as well as build my horrible endurance. I have been looking into freerunning and I know I need to be in shape for this shit.

Any other exercises out there that can help, or you guys suggest? I know I need to shave down the fat first before working on the muscles themselves. Or am I supposed to work on both at the same time?

I've been working to change my diet lately. I used to eat alot of Carbos like pasta, and too much red meat like cheeseburgers.

What would be a good diet to get started with? I'm not allergic to anything but my taste is rather...picky. Like I hate seafood for example, can't eat the stuff.

BTW Picture was taken months ago, so I had bad eating habits as shown from whats in my hands right there.

Seafood is your best option for food, HAH. Irony. Drink water and only water for a while. I've been posting a bit so my brain gave up on caring. Here are some links:

Pullups are crucial in freerunning because if you jump and cant pull yourself up you end up like dying. You're heavy right now and probably can't do one but you can train your lats and still try. Jumping and pullups are the core of freerunning, jump and do partial pullups.

Let me guess, you're friends with the Asian guys just so you can meet Asian girls.

22 actually. Thanks for the compliment though, always better to look younger than your age.

Done with the asian phase actually. The little asian guy is the brother of the asian girl, and the taller asian guy is a fag who is friends with the short asian guy.

I'll do just that.

SQUATZ
>> Anonymous
>>363682

Despite being troll fodder in this board, squats are actually one of the best exercises anyone can do for anything.

If you build some muscle in your legs, the simple existence of that extra muscle will help burn off some of your fat just by raising your basal metabolic rate.

In addition, stronger legs typically means higher jump, which I think helps with the whole free-running thing.

So yes, squatz

It's just easier to yell SQUATZ, but thank you sir for explaining it. We're kindly trolls, we love our compound lifts is all.

Surprisingly, I have alot of leg strength but I'll work those squats into my daily routine

they work out more than just your legs.....

milk, cottage cheese, eggs, chicken, red meat is actually fine just don't eat it with a shitload of french fries/carbs(buttered bun, way too much ketchup)......you should get your fiber intake way up...protein+fiber both require an energy response from your body to be processed so therefore they raise your metabolism....eat them all the time 150grams of protein AT LEAST for you a day....probably nearly 200 though just because protein is a good source of tasty clean calories......don't stop eating....work the muscles....do sprints not long drawn out cardio....jog for 4 minutes then run as hard as you can then walk a little bit and then run as hard as you can...this is very efficient way to burn bodyfat without sacrificing your body muscle.....

"daily"

no no. No daily.

If you are doing strength training, give a muscle at least 48 hours rest or else you're going to backtrack.

If you squat heavy shit maybe. normal squatz is not necessarily bad to do daily, depending on your goal
