Sup /fit/ I have a question.
Ive started working out again after like a year of much inactivity(hardcore college and work).

Anyway, for the last 3 weeks I have been running at least for an hour everyday, followed by a few sit ups and push ups.
Ive also been eating like one well balanced meal a day, along with drinking like 4 bottled waters.

I want to lose weight, so my question is.. Am I on the right track?
What can I do to be more efficient?

Pic unrelated.

Eat more, if you only eat one meal your body with hold on to what it has or go catabolic. Also, do more pushups/burpees or some shit.

not so much eat more, but spread it throughout the day

and do more than just 'a few sit ups and push ups'. set a goal of 100 and 75 or something, split into sets.. then start doing variants of ab exercises.. and go from there

Yeah, I began with 75 sit ups and at least 50 push ups.

I decided to take it a little slow, you know at first to get my body conditioned to do a few more.

I eat fruits trough the day, a few bananas and oranges here and there, to stop cravings.
