id=1223849913&sr=1-2

But I haven't exercised properly for 4 years, so I know nothing about them. I'm 17, what exercises would /fit/ recommend??

Pic unrelated, it's the greatest album cover of all time.

Get a workout bench and you can workout just about every part of your body through calisthenics and some free weight exercises. The internet is a great reference for exercises, it's how I got started. Just look things up, start off with calisthenics, if you really want to get more serious get a pull up bar as well.
