I drink a glass of green machine in the morning along with a bowl of oatmeal, bring two turkey sandwiches to work that I made at home (wheat bread, turkey, lettuce, light cheddar and mustard) although some days it's tuna. Then I usually cook dinner at home (pasta, frozen veggies, rice, or the occasional healthy frozen dinner.) It helps to learn how to read the nutritional information labels. All in all, buying your food from the grocery store is much more win from a financial standpoint than anything else. Also, drink milk nigger.
