help me /fit/, please.
i'm a little chubby (i would almost go as far to say fat, but i'm just overweight)
i'm making up a meal plan so that i can start eating better. i'm an excellent cook (so you dont have to worry about confusing me with how to make things).
one thing i can't do is make a big breakfast - i usually just go with a fruit/yogurt smoothie, and will sometimes have the same for lunch.
if you can help me with something general (like what each meal should include, and how much/examples of it, thatd be great.) or give me actual meals i'd really appreciate it

tl;dr: i'm fat, and need a diet
PS: since its starting summer, i usually eat less meat - so vegetarian meals are good:)

Eat lean protein and such. Try and eat 6-7 meals a day that are split up. You want to not be hungry at all, this way it keeps your metabolism at a higher rate and burns calories faster. Think of what happens when you have gastric bypass, except your body isn't forcing to do that, you are.

i'm not comming to you because i'm lazy, infact, i'm far from lazy- i already workout, but its just not losing as much fat as i wish
