Sup /fit/. So, last night my husband admitted that he'd find me more attractive if I lost some weight; I'm 5'4", 177lbs. Any exercises/diet recommendations would be greatly appreciated - I don't know a whole lot about exercise in particular.
Start with aerobics to raise your heartrate and endurance. Running is good, but if you have bad knees, cycling or rowing might be better until you're more comfortable.
Kick his ass then ask him if he'd like you better if you weren't kicking his ass.

Just jog in the morning. It's very, VERY relaxing watching the sun rise, so I'd recommend bringing a joint.
do NOT run, at that weight you'll damage your knees. Do low impact exercises first like swimming or biking.
