ITT: Good things to put on oatmeal/porridge.

Preferably no milk.
I usually have either: (with water)
1/2 banana + brown sugar + oatmeal.
1x tamarillo (tree tomato) + brown sugar + oatmeal.
1x packet rasins + brown sugar + oatmeal.

I understand the brown sugar isn't too good when trying to lose weight.

i have been known to put apples, raisins, brown sugar, prunes and even dried coconut in mine.. actually, its just whatever I have laying around.

for something completely different, I will put chunks of chicken and a couple of boiled eggs too...

oatmeal = the perfect base for healthy diet. it is super cheap, and super good for you, and super fast to make.
