So anyone that has seen Quantum of Solace or Casino Royale is probably pretty keen on Daniel Craig's body ... I know I am haha so I've been looking up fitness programs and workout plans.

But I'm guessing these programs assume you're either starting with a flat stomach or slim figure. Question to /fit/ is, how can a semi-belly no-man boobs guy start moving towards this sort of figure over a long term period of time? Taking into consideraiton diet changes and working out ~five days a week.
