Hi /fit/ I am new to the exercise scene (I'm 17).
I've started cutting back on junk food, but I still consume massive amounts of food for no reason at a time every so often...
I'm working on toning + gaining muscle mass on arms and chest.
But my main issue is losing weight on my GUT. I look fit everywhere else, and I know I have a built midsection UNDER my fat!
What the hell is the best way to lose weight there? Should I use a dieting pill or something?
And what motivates you guys?

fuck diet pills. eating right+cardio+weights will make you lose weight. it's simple when you get right down to it.

Chocolate is my poison. And foods that can replace that?
And I know protein shakes are great for building muscle, but is there anything like that I should use to lose fat?

not ALL everything in moderation i say. if you want to treat yourself to ice cream or w/e your favorite junk food is once in a while (not all the time)...i find no problem with that.

it's no fun being healthy, in shape, etc. if you're avoiding certain foods and feeling guilty about eating them. however, there are healthy foods out there that don't taste like shit.

with my own deviations taken as seen sensible, but it's fairly sound over all
