Juicing can get dangerous due to calories. Eat one orange compared to the juice of one orange and see which sates your hunger more. Most people tend to juice 2-3 times the amount of fruit that they would have been able to eat whole. That's a lot of carbs too.
It tastes awesome, but if you're trying to lose/maintain weight it is an easy pitfall for yourself to think "well I'm not drinking soda, or sugar laden juice, so it's healthy!" Healthy =/= Weight Loss in this regard.
