AND THIS WORKS..,. well... i work construction which is physically demanding... so you need to do the same... anyways i went from 200 to about 250 mostly muscle by eating lots of legumes such as lentils and beans which are rich i protein.... and meat. and just a light 40g to 60g protein whey protein shake for lunch 5 days a week......... beans and lentils are cheap when you buy them by the sack, and for meat, eat about 8 oz a day, with some fat in it.... FAT IS GOOD, you need it when you work hard....... and you can get a 5LB tub of whey protein for as low as 30$ which willl last you for couple months.... i did 40g to 60g of whey protein shakes a day((for lunch along with a meatloaf sandwich))) any how.... i went from 200 to 250.... and i got strong.... if you take as much protein and calories YOU BETTER WORK OUT OR WORK A HARD JOB AND IT WILL PAY OUT...... YOU WILLL BULK UP......
