My Diet:


Small Breakfast (Cereal and a Banana, normally LIFE or Corn flakes with lowfat milk)

small lunch (turkey sandwhich, 2 slices on lowfat bread)

fruit for snake

small dinner (normally meat, salmon, or something small)

Only drink water and lowfat milk.

Your diet seems fine, maybe a bit larger breakfast. Work out every day, make time for atleast one hour of cardio. Eat more carbs than anything, especially before workouts.

I try to run every day, but with work 8 hours a day and other errands it is hard so I work out on my off days.

But I deliver food so I'm constantly walking on those working days.

I eat close to 6k a day. I'm a semi-pro marathon cyclist though so I guess it makes sense. Still, I eat a SHIT TON.

"lowfat bread".. erm, bread dont usually have too much fat init.

The reason bread is shite when ur trying too loose wheight is cuz of all the carbs, in whitebread especially since theyr fast-empty carbs.

Anyway, just avoid bread completely, since its a lot of energy u need to use/burn. Eat vegstables as ur carb-source, and then go for a high protein with good fats-diet.
