Fuck /fit/, I dont think im eating enough and I'm fucking my metabolism. Tell me if this is enough? Breakfast 2 hard boiled eggs, or oatmeal. Lunch, Caesar Salad w/ Itlian dressing and a glass of 2% milk. And Dinner is either fish soup, grilled chicken, basically lean protein. I realised i have little too no carbs in my diet and im also doing HIIT and lifting + 2 mile running on my days im not doing HIIT.

Dude, what do you want us to tell you? For one, we don't know you and how much you weigh and body fat percentage. We don't know your goals. And by you telling us foods without quantities of specific ingredients, we can't tell you if it's enough, not enough, or too much.

That is nowhere near god damned enough. Have both EGGZ and OATZ for breakfast. Have a snack between breakfast and lunch, something high in protein, with healthy fats aswell. Some cottage cheese and a handful of almonds/walnuts/etc and a piece of fruit is good. Another snack before dinner again.

Also, protein shake, with a 2:1 ratio of carbs to protein post workout, right the fuck away. Aim for 25-40 grams of protein.

egg farter here.
here's a typical day for me:
breakfast = two bowls of whole grain cereal.
second breakfast = banana or a can of pineapple in juice.
lunch = clif bar (oatz!)
second lunch = protein shake, fuck yeah
third lunch = hearty soup like chicken with veggies, or sausage and chicken gumbo.
dinner = another clif bar, or fruit, or sometimes oatmeal cookies.
supper = a well balanced meal with meat (beef, chicken, whatever), veggies (i like broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, beets), and sometimes a heavy carb (eg. whole grain pasta).
evening snack = small bowl of ice cream.

Hey fit, how long can a ruined metabolism last? I recently because a diet of about 500 cal a day that I've been on for 5 days, but I'm really heavy over 200 lbs, and I do seem to be shedding lbs rapidly. I eat a banana slice of wheat toast and 1 egg most of the time, but a few of the days have varied.
