hey fit, i have a question

what is the best way to build chest muscle (pecs), I have a petruding sternum (it grows out in the middle) and Im trying to get a pecs so it wont look so obvious and hideous. what exercises can I do that will build it up fastest

right now i pretty much just do bench presses and push ups its working alright but not great

Dumbbell pec flies. Just lay on a bench and hold some dumb bells out and touch them together over your chest.

bench press and pushups

add 25-100% of ur current routine (more exercising)
eat well (high protein stuff, such as protein shakes, fish, protein bars, but keep a balenced diet) and make sure u get 7-9 hours sleep

op here. thanks for the replies so far ive actually seen people doing flies or whatever, never knew it was a chest exercise though

also do you guys know anything about power push-ups? i heard that if you do them then do bench it helps a lot

You'll get past that, if you look into dif exercises you can generally put the lift into a category based on the movement.
