Hi /fit/.I'm starting on a fitness plan. I'm 17, weigh roughly 220-225 pounds, and am 6'2''. I have been playing tennis for about a month and a half, excersising regularly, and have limited my meals and my dinners now comprise of healthy food at roughly 600 calories per meal.Is this a good plan? My goals include losing weight for now - hopefully to 200 by the end August. After that, I will focus on shaping my arms, chest, and stomach, because I wear loose pants and I won't have to worry about the legs because of that.Pic unrelated.
