i weight lift 5 days a week and run seven days a week so yea i think its fine. my running is alternating between distance and HIIT. i run 3 miles on monday, wednesday, friday, and sunday and do HIIT tuesday, thursday, and saturday. So far im fine and in pretty good condition. Not marathon shape but i do triathalons a few times a year. So yea i thinks its fine
