treadmill or any kind of light cardio. 15 minutes... just keep your heart rate elevated but cool-down elevated. literally keep moving, but at a lower rate... then followed by your stretches. at home, march in place, walk outside for 15 minutes, DDR, whatever.

cool down is a necessity, for your heart, period. even if you're absolutely fit, you need the cooldown. posting on 4chan is not considered light cardio. get moving before you get a stroke OP.
