Hey /fit/. A /v/irgin here. I've decided to put down the controller, and lose a ton of weight. My doctor recommended I take a fat burner, so I picked up Hydroxycut Hardcore. Give me some excercises I can do that will tone my upper body. Theres no fat below my waist because I'm a fiend when it comes to walking. Bear in mind that I'm terribly out of shape so I can't do anything overly strenuous. Also, my diet. What should I do there. I'm serious about doing this thing, so any help would be good. The doctor says I'm 120 pounds over-weight. Help me out.

it's probably grossly out of control, you just don't know it. fat on the lower body doesn't show as badly as fat on the upper body, and 120 lbs is seriously, seriously unhealthy. quit wasting your money on hydroxycut. shit's snake oil. get to a gym and start working out. cardio, HIIT (google it), and weight training.

it's not my max speed, but if i'm not in a hurry i don't see the need to go faster
and i doubt you can walk 2 miles in 20 minutes, thats 6 mph which is a slow run

1 mile walking "should" take on average 14 mins if you aren't going for a stroll.

OP, you need to lose fat. You don't need to worry about anything else. Get your diet into shape, eat 5-6 times a day with smaller calories depending on how many you need each day, and start getting active. Start walking everywhere and try to get at least 4 miles a day. It's how I got started. Once you lose about 50 lb or so, you can probably start going to a gym and start lifting and doing cardio.
