people here seem to be really into it
i used to do 30 min 6 days a week with about 3 rotations a sec, speed rope
at first it was really hard, my calves, ankles, and quads to a lesser extent got strengthened (weighted rope works out arms too i hear)
after i got really good and could go forever i switched to running
good exercise, switch once it gets really easy to another activity then come back
