Hey, /fit/I've heard nothing but good things about Creatine, but I'm wondering if it's really for me. My only reservation is that it seems to be for sports-orientated workouts, and unfortunately I don't play any sports. Is it beneficial if you're just looking to gain xbawks heug muscle?
