hay /fit/today while leg pressing I tried to push myself beyond what I thought I could, anyway I was doing 150kg (330lbs for amerifags) and on the 13th rep I got a headache in the back of my head and I stopped..Afterwards I couldn't walk but that's to be expectedany ideas why my brain begunned to hurt? :(
your brain is having a hard time comprehending why the fuck your doing leg press instead of SQUATS!
