Hey /fit/ what do you eat before/after workouts?

An orange and a glass of water. Anything more before a workout will have me blowing chunks. After workouts I get meat and veggies. If I'm not feeling hungry then I just get some water.

nothing. it all messes me up. empty stomach all the way.

just water for energy. as much as I can drink like 1/2- 1 liter. maybe a banana if i really need it it digests quick and quickly gives energy.

Before:
Water + fruit, usually a couple of bananas (i swim, hence the carbs in the form of quick digesting bananas).

After:
Water.
Ham & Veggie sandwich (one or two).
Egg whites, boiled (3-4) and a couple of yolks
Milk.
