Last November I was at 225 pounds and I am 6 foot tall. Since then I have started to eat healthy and completely cut back on the garbage I was eating/drinking and have dropped to 180 pounds.
Now that I have lost weight I am working on building up my muscles. I have been doing upper body workouts for almost 2 months now and am already seeing some results that I like. The only thing I am still having problems with is my abs. What are some exercises I can do daily to build up my abdominals? Machine workouts or not.
