Hey /fit/, I've recently started using an exercise trampoline and jump ropes. Can you tell me what areas these'll tackle? I thought for trampoline it'd just be the leg area, but I'm not so sure. I'm just trying to lose the slight gut I have. I'm about 6'0 (or somewhere in the late 5's) and 140 pounds, but my muffin top really gets me down. Most of my friends seem to have adonis-like frames, but I figured I'd do a little of this to rid myself of the small bulge before doing weights or shit like that. Will this help?

get a big 16 foot trampoline and start jumping off the roof of the house onto it then and maybe into a pool or something like that.

Trampolines are awesome.

Also, yard space = not enough for big-assed trampoline.
