Im in need of help, maybe some advice and suggestions on ways to burn fat, in short period of time.. maybe burst training or whatever it's called. Im fit enough to perform the exercises, so its not a problem. Ive had some uncomfortable, and unattractive fat(not obese) and its been bothering me fora while around the abdominal area and the legs. Suggestions and advice in the most effective and efficient way of doing this would be much appreciated.. By the way, I stopped drinking soda and i only drink water and ice tea, so im on track so far :)
