I've been working out for about a year now. I'm about 5'8" and went from weighing 220 to 156 lbs. Are there any tips on how to tone up my body and get rid of the rest of my belly, it seems no matter how much i work out and diet, i can't seem to lose the rest of my gut, nor does it seem like i am gaining much muscle.

My goal is to have a somewhat flat stomach and more muscle definition throughout my body. Are there any tips on what i should do in terms of exercising or eating?

I normally work out for an hour to an hour and 30 minutes a day except for sunday and sometimes friday. It includes 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of strength training and/or swimming, and my diet consists of whole grain, low sugar cereals, fruits, vegetables, fat free milk, and small portions of meat and eggs.

Any tips would be much appreciated.
