There's a lot of benefits to eating fruit, like vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals, fiber, etc. that outweigh the sugar content. However, a normal person isn't really going to suffer from the sugar if they eat too many grapes. It's just a matter of not eating an excess of calories... unless your goal is to gain weight.
