HEY /fit/!

I just got back from the gym and I feel extremely gooood.

It's strange though. I feel like crap when I think about going and lifting. Then I push myself to do it and I feel godlike.

Then when I'm done it feels like I'm high.

Is this good?

Endorphins dont usually happen to me when I lift heavy. If I'm going for more than 10 reps, then I'll get it

Interesting. My workout consists of many upper body works using 10 reps. I'm usually completely exhausted by the 10th rep though, I can barely finish.
