Hello /fit/
I would like some comments on my current workout schedule and maybe some critique.

Monday: Chest, Upper back, Triceps, Shoulders

Tuesday: Legs, Lower back

Wednesday: Bicep

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday simply repeat Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Sunday being a rest day.

Abs are being worked with every other day including on Sundays.
