Hi /fit/. Due to recent fucked up lungs, I can't do 67 minutes of straight elliptical. So, I've had to split it up between stuff, and go a little slower. I feel stupid, but this is what I did so I wouldn't faint:

treadmill - 25 min. 4mph 6.0 incline
elliptical - 15 min. level 10 60 rpm
treadmill - 20 min. 5mph 6.0 incline
huge stair thing - 10 min. level 8

OP: Stop. You need to see a doctor. Going to the gym is for people who don't have physical problems. Maybe you need a break or rehabilitation.

whaa? Nah, it's just wheezing problems. I get them every now and then, it's mostly due to the shitty air I live in (Georgia sucks).

OP, what is your goal? Are you trying to train aerobically? or loose fat...

what your doing is training, your not going to loose much fat that way, unless you have an impeccable diet

Lose fat. I think I should do fine, though... I felt as tired and my shirt was as soaked as it always is when I do my normal cardio that I've been doing for months.

yes your burning calories, but your never going to burn enough to effectively lose fat. You need to add some weight training or interval training, you need to build muscle as well as burn calories.

If you stick to your workout, its gonna take a really long time and you will get bored of it.
