I've got a problem, where It feels like on pectoral is growing under my delt almost. At least I know it is more so than the other. The adjacent one protrudes more.

When I extend my arms outwards, the part of my pec connecting to my arms seems larger on the right than the left.

I do cable crossovers alot like this, and I feel it may be the problem. Next to incline bench pressing. I always keep my arms inwards as to keep the stress on my tricep.


What might I be doing incorrect?
