Unlike some people, I've been neglecting my arms instead of my legs and being thin by nature, my arms are kinda small compared to rest of my body. Anyway I recently started doing some bicep curls with barbell (like in pic) and tricep pulldowns which are awesome.

So any good tips for packing some muscle to arms? Would dumbbells be better than barbell? How about chin-ups?

fuck biceps and any other isolation exercises. do compound presses to build up your triceps for big beefy arms.

I personally like hammer curls and across the body hammer curls because if I'm going to work my biceps, why wouldn't I want to involve brachialis? it's all just tighter sleeves to me.

For triceps, dips and close grip bench are hawt.

try super sets with biceps/triceps curls.
