Okay, so there's the obvious exercise more and eat less rules, but what does /fit/ really recommend to loose weight as fast as possible?

I think an ass-ton of fruit and vegetables to prevent anything with a measurable fat content to be eaten, and a lot of cardio works best.
Also using this time to "detox" (lol) could be a great opportunity to unhook from caffeine etc...

Fruit is actually not a great idea, because of the sugar.

The best nutrition is enough lean protein to maintain muscle mass, heavy weight training to maximize the metabolism, HIIT to burn fat, green tea, and plenty of healthy fats.

Minimize on the carbs, except Oatmeal and Dex/Malto.
