Hey /fit/!
I'm going to buy a used treadmill, and I have a choice between a cheap non-motor treadmill and a little more expensive treadmill with a motor.

does motors do any difference about the trainning?
what do you recommend?

Just buy one that functions like a treadmill should. Simple as that.

yes, and especially on concrete, so you can properly warm up all your joints.

lol don't ask treadmill questions on /fit/ - you'll just get a bunch of "go outside"

I prefer motor treadmills, because you can set them to go at your own pace.

I have the money, their used, cheap enough.
Now, any reason the trainning is different when running outside and inside on a treadmill?
