quick question, i now have access to a decent gym and was wondering what machines I need to use to tone mostly my butt, thigh region as i am bottom heavy for some reason (no fat on upper torso, any fat i have is as stated)

and before the picture of the girl who overdid the squats or something is posted, i will be toning my upper as well, but i already know what I'm doing with that

brah, if you aren't going to train for full body then don't even bother hitting the weights at all. "toning" = losing enough fat to see more muscle. There's no way you can "tone" your butt without looking like a nigger. Don't be doing squatz/leg machine shit if you aren't going to be working any other muscles in your body besides legs.

Instead, just eat well and do alot of running. You'll get the "tone" that you want just fine that way.

There's no way to lose fat from a specific area of the body man. Get your Body Fat % down and hopefully your body sees it fit to take away from your legs. HIIT, jogging, jump rope, whetever
