How do I go about lowering my body-fat percentage? I've tried Googling it, but I haven't really been presented with much information at all.

Cardio? Weight lifting? What kind of foods do I eat? More or less calories?

Not trollin'. I'm going to save this thread and use it.

Do cardio and eat moar try to shoot for ~3000 calories.
Do not weight lift, this tells your body to store more fat for energy.
