sup?
I recently started a diet with the aim of losing fat. I work out regularly in the gym but i have turned into a burly man instead of fit. I quit drinking beverages with alcohol and sugar and I'm sticking to water, coffee and skimmed milk. Also, I have reduced my caloric intake by eating oatmeal in the morning + fish liver oil, a large salad and low GI carbohydrates and tuna or chicken and then eating curd and fruit in the evening. I also started doing 20 minutes of cardio every day in addition to lifting weights. Does anyone have any comments about this?

Sounds very good.
If you're actually packing some fat, you'll lose like crazy from a week to week basis.

not enough cottage cheese.
throw some fat free cottage cheese, it has like 50 calories per 100g, and is made of slow protein and win.
you may also consider unsweetened cocoa if you're a chocoholic.
and there's cicorium and cinnamon, they taste nice and lower blood sugar.
