Dear /fit/
I've never posted here before but woke up and looked in the mirror. I'm male and very very light so most diets don't work for me. Anyone have any suggestions about routines or whatnot that help build muscle mass without losing weight? I'm not in great shape, my stamina is terrible.
Any tips?

Maybe I should mention that I don't smoke...kind of stupid picture I guess...
Also, my metabolism is incredibly high.

3 very big meals each day. do not snack. This will help slow your metabolism down somewhat. Also it is important to do Weighted exercises if you want to gain muscle mass; big lifts, fewer reps...

if you have no equipment or access to a gym, then try weighted press ups, situps, crunches, leglifts.

yes, but the excercise wouldn't be anywhere near as effective.
