Goal: To lose 5-6 inches of body fat by mid September

I do 30+ minutes of walking / almost running a day on an elyptical(sp) trainer, and on certain days also walk / run / bike for a with friends for a few miles. Additionally, I do roughly 15 minutes of lifting weights on a pseudo-bowflex machine every other day. I eat 6 portioned meals a day because I remember reading that that was really good for weight loss. Can I do it, /fit/?

up the weights to like 45 minutes, train the entire body. be crazy intense and all alpha and shit

you can do it all JUST BY CARDIO

but the weight lifting helps I suppose, even if its 15 minutes and on a bowflex
