hey /fit/
ever since i started working out my chest, shoulders, and traps, i've noticed a lot of pimples showing up in that area. i shower at least once a day, if not, twice. and always after i work out. i even bought some of that proactive shit that doesnt work. what should i do?

Try straight Witch Hazel / Astringent. For some people it can be too overwhelming for their face, but I use it on my back as well and it seems to keep them from becoming gargantuan.

If nothing else, bring a towel / shower directly after working out if its due to sweating up and lying on your back.
