Ok, fits. I have been doing 5x5 for two months. . I have a tear in my rotator cuff tendon. My shoulder even goes clunk when I am doing pushups if it is particularly inflamed.So I have found some rotator cuff exercises that will help strengthen the rotator cuff support muscles, but I dont know what to do about continuing my progress from skinnyfat to warrior in the meantime.I could:1.) Take ibuprofen for the inflamation, and do the therapy exercises, but continue the stronglifts 5x5 with better form, staying at my current levels for a few weeks.2.) Continue the stronglifts, but omit pullups, overhead press, and bench, and maybe replace with some lighter curls and kickbacks or something.3.) Concentrate on cutting some body fat for a few weeks - just doing squats, reverse-crunches, running, and the therapy exercises.
