A quick one, /fit/.
How good are hot dogs (bread/buns excluded) in terms of protein?
I mean the ones made from chicken meat.

I love hot dogs. As far as I know they're pretty alright.

Check the side of the package.

Cool, thanks, I thought so. Just had to ask since I never saw hot dogs in menu suggestions, only saw stuff like chicken breast/white meat

Hot dogs are full of sodium and fat, like 80-90% of the calories are from fat. They're made of assholes. Tasty, but I wouldn't eat them regularly as a source of protien. Eggs and chicken breasts, whey and tuna are better sources

although must be mentioned a greater variety of protein sources is always better than fewer. less bad shit happens yo. cover all your bases. Don't eat just a few or just one of those usually.

Lean Turkey Kielbasas have 700 kCal for the full 18" of sausage, and about 90 grams of protein with only around 12 grams of fat.

Listen to this man OP

If you're going with hotdogs for protein, you're better off with tofu dogs. I have them on lowcarb bread, with cheese and hotsauce.
