Hey /fit/. I just got done doing a ton of squats and a ton of upper body work. I'm pretty tired.

I have a problem though. I have a very high tolerance for pain. How long many days should I let my muscles rest. For all I know, I could go back tomorrow and do another full body workout.

TL;DR: How many days should I let my muscles rebuild?

I took a weeks break so to get back on track I combined both routines into one day.

You just put yourself out for another half a week for either upper or lower body.
2 days with lots of water should get you back on track though.
