i'm 5'6 145lbs weightlifting 2x week for an hour, no cardio. I know it's bad. i hate running. my point is to illustrate my own protein needs. here's the total protein grams I've eaten for the past six days
sun 80, sat 77, 94, 142, 157, 111 on the two biggest days it fell like it was too much but i was lazy and had no other food handy
