Out of curiosity, how much of a health difference is there between oatmeal you make from oats and instant oatmeal? I've been really lazy this semester and I've started eating a bowl of instant oatmeal for breakfast or a snack throughout the day. I've lost 7 lbs so I think I'm possibly doing something right, but I just wanna know the health differences between the two now. Instant oatmeal is like the most delicious thing ever for me. And lots of people say a general rule for food is if it tastes delicious, it's bad for you.
