Hey guysIs there any exercise to raise a barbell from the ground to shoulder height besides the clean? I don't really like it and I don't have a weight rack.
Deadlift, and then slip and have the bar crash onto your neck. Ground to shoulder height, voila.

try a bottoms up squat off a bench press maybeh? fckin tricky but, l2clean imo.
