so i bought a gym ball, in b4 gimmick.

following the exercises, i find it quite effective. I'm not fat, just skinny fag in need of muscle defining.

So does anyone else use them? Success stories, or unsuccessful stories?

I used one for a while, it worked for me. Used it for my abs... I just found Ab Ripper X to be more effective.

It's not a "gimmick". It's just that people think it will do more than it's supposed to. It's a stability ball. It helps with stability. If you do crunches on them, guess what? They're still crunches. You might get more out of it doing it on the ball, but don't expect miracles.

Doing crunches and pushups on them is great. Now, doing squats on them, it gets ridiculous.

Pushups are good.

You can do an entire workout on pushups. Use it to do ball pushups, followed by some diamond and tricep.
