Hm... Eat some kind of simple carb for breakfast, but make sure to eat protein and complex carbs for the remainder of the day. That should help you start eating, or at least it does for me. If you can't be bothered to cook, take out isn't a bad option. Most places do offer some non nutritionally deadening things. Protein bars. Supplements. Frozen dinners. Canned tuna and brown rice will take you all of 8 minutes to prepare. Frozen vegetables. Apples and peanut butter. There are over 9000 ways to eat healthy on a tight schedule and budget with almost no effort.
No one should try to look good while at the gym; the most common sight is someone at least 50 lbs. overweight sweating buckets through way too tight spandex. You WILL NOT be the worst sight there, and on a more inspirational note, no one's opinion should stop you from bettering yourself in the first place. Now go lift some fucking weights.
