Alright /fit/, here's the deal. I don't have time, patience or skill for cooking at all so I always eat outside. I also work and go to school and need to have energy pretty much all day. But I also have to lose some weight. Care to name me some cheap, healthy and fast-food kind of stuff that are good enough to lose some weight? Especially for the morning. I'll probably stick with Subway or a salad for the afternoon.

I have access to all major restaurants.[subway, energy kitchen, mcdonalds etc]

YES, EATING FAST FUCKING FOOD IS CLEARLY THE WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT!

McDonalds has nice salads though. And they're only around 450 calories.

and it's also 2 week old iceberg lettuce. go buy some real vegetables.

regardless, eating there ain't gonna help you lose any respectable amount of weight. If you're in the 250~300 range maybe you'll lose 20 pounds cutting out sodas and just munching on those fast food salads but if you really wanna get anywhere... You're probably gonna be disappointed with the results.

Fat loss ain't easy. Just accept it. Its gonna require effort and commitment. If we knew an easier way, everyone would be doing it.

I'm actually around 195. Then how about Subway? Whole wheat, grilled chicken with vegitables and no cheese or dressings is a good lunch?

You think 450 calories for a meal is a lot?

If it's one of your main meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) no. Otherwise, yes.

PS: Not the guy you quoted.

go to supermarkets.

their food is cheaper, healthier and they normally have salad bars where the salad dressing doesnt have over 800 calories and chemicals.

fast food is always crap, supermarkets are the way forward.

Chick-fil-a is pretty healthy for a fast food place. I usually get the chargrilled chicken sandwich with fruit (instead of fries) and a water.
