hi /fit/,Over the last two weeks ive been riding my bike again sine the weather here has just started to get decent. now i usually just ride for about an hour 5 days a week, and on 2 or 3 of those days i also ride to the gym near my house and do some other exercises, mostly weight training. now they have a pretty nice pool there and I would like to start swimming just to vary my workout routine a little bit. thing is i dont know where to start when it comes to that. i can swim, but its not like i have ever done 'laps' in a pool and im sure i dont have a proper technique developed for doing so. what im asking for is a little insight. maybe some links or resources about how to go about doing this.thanks! pic unrelated
