I use to get milias all the time when I was a kid, so my mum used to get rid of them for me.
She basically used a really fine needle, and went under it and sort of... well, not so much squeezed it, but "dug it out". Unlike spots milias are solid, so when you get it out, it's like a miniscule bead. They were mostly on my cheekbones though. I got one just above my tear duct, didn't hurt as much with a needle in it as you'd think.
One of my friends has loads, I just want to attack his face with a needle.
