Today I have consumed;

Two bowls of oatmeal cooked with water, added a teaspoon of honey to each.
One eggwhite and carrot omelette.
Half a honeydew melon.

started off with a liter of water then an oounce of rasberries and a teaspoon of honey.

Then I had a liter of water and an ounce of almonds.

Then I had a liter of water and 5 prunes.

Then I had a liter of water 2 carrots, an ounce of spinach, two protein shakes, 2 eggs with 3/4 cup of egg whites,3 ounces of salmon, 1 ounce of turkey breast, 3 cups of brown rice, 1/2 cup of oatmeal, 10 prunes, 3 cups of soymilk, and a tablespoon of fudge(no sugar added).

Then I had another liter of water.

I keep a food diary, so this is easy.

It's now 12:04am, so I've eaten nothing so far. Yesterday, however, I consumed:
2x Freya's Soya Linseed bread with a thin layer of Marmalade.2x smoothies, consisting of kiwifruit, banana, nectarines, peaches, strawberries and plums.
Banana.
2x relatively small home made hamburgers consisting of grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, red onion, avocado, grated carrot, egg white and a small amount of BBQ sauce.
1x green tea.

Is this an alright diet considering I'm trying to lose weight? :/
I don't usually eat meals containing hamburgers and the such, though. This was just for something different, and to me it doesn't seem too unhealthy?

Nothing today.
Yesterday:
Shake with 120 g oatmeal, 25 g protein powder, 5 dl milk, 2 dl water, handful of almonds and nuts.
Shake with 60g carbs and 50 g proteins.
One can of tuna, 150g, with 200 g of pineapple
250 g salmon with 4 carrots
Three cups of green tea, 4 slices of bread with fish, 200 g chili nuts, shake with 30g proteins.
ZMA,kre-alkalyn, seal oil and multivitamins
Then I went partying and drunk some beer and moonshine. Lots of water after that of course.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs from two egg whites and two whole eggs, 200ml "Breakie Juice", white coffee with full cream milk and sweetener.

Lunch: Steamed rice, vegies, and chicked from work, with some kind of garlic sauce that one of the chef's invented. Good stuff.

AN APPLE

Dinner: 4x Kangaroo sausages, with 2x slices of wholemeal bread and sauce (probably shoul have cut the bread and sauce but meh)
