Hey /fit/, I've never posted here before, but I was frequent on 7chans /fit/ last year (KC is dead? Is that true?)Anyways, I'm on the 5x5 program from Stronglifts.com, and it's working out pretty well.My two questions are, 1) is there anything specifically that I can do to make my pecs more squared off at the bottom instead of being the shape they are now? I can only bench 150 right now, so I still have some ways to go before I get real definition, but I figure'd I'd ask

Second: This pic shows my posture without me sucking in my stomach or anything. I weigh 160, and I'm 5' 10", and I feel like my posture is off, anyway to fix this? (I've heard doing reverse crunches will help)

Not to mention doing bench/ohp with proper technique improves posture. Just take notice to how you sit when you're at school or on a computer or whatever..dont slouch.

>>452314Before you ask about pec shape, double your bench press. It's silly to ask about it at this stage.You can't change the shape of them anyway, just maintain a low body fat while keeping your chest exercises strong.
