I have a question.. I'm looking for a second opinion pretty much...

So I decided to get healthy... lose weight, and eventually build muscle. Last monday I started a diet of essentially oatmean, peanut butter, apples, eggs, and chicken. About 5 meals a day.

I worked out Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I'd do cardio, but also work on legs, chest, back, abs, arms... pretty much everything.

My roommate helped set everything up, and is helping me with my workouts. I weighed myself on Monday, and Friday. I went from 210, to about 198. 12 lbs seems like a hell of a let, considering I should be losing 1-2 lbs a week. I've been out of energy, and I can't focus on anything. Sluggish... etc... I just feel like shit. I honestly don't mind, especially since I've seen results... more than I could do on my own, but is this safe? I should only have to do it for a couple more weeks, then I'm going to start building muscle, hopefully eating better. I haven't gone into detail on the kind of workouts I'm doing, but if it changes the situation I can list them out.

I weighed 210... all body fat. Now I'm down to 198... noticeably slimmer, but exhausted and feel horrible. Should I change right away?

As a side note, I'm taking some multivitamins. Plus I think my calorie intake is somewhere around 850-900.

Should I continue eating more of the same, or just consult with him what to add.

I forgot to mention that he said I'm on track and I'll be fine... If I'm not going to kill myself I'll continue with this for a couple weeks... I just want to know if I'm going to die. I probably won't... but who knows.

wow umm 850-900 is ridiculously low if your working out. you need to have around 1300-155 calories a day if your working out and trying to lost weight so that you have some energy and dont feel like shit. trust me dude thats not a lot of calories. (its the same amount that some body builders eat a day during their weight cutting diet.)
