ITT: Recipes for healthy food that tastes awesome.

-Bowl full of chopped up iceberg salad
-1-4 teaspoons oil/balsamic vinegar depending on bowl size
-1-4 pinches of salt depending on bowl size
-1 teaspoon honey
-2 finely chopped cloves of garlic

If you want you can add in green onion (yum), or tomatoes and cucumber. Tastes awesome, but eat it a few hours before a workout or you'll do nothing but burp up garlic, which is kinda nasty. Or take out the garlic if you're a pussy.

Salmon-Chive-Sour Cream Omelet

I don't have a better name for it.

- 2 eggs (put them in a bowl and mix them up with an egg beater or fork until its a yellowly light consistency)
- Salmon (about enough to fill half the omelet)
- Cut up some chives or use chives in a shaker. I grow my own.
- Pepper
-Light Sour Cream

Cook omelet and win.

Delicious and full of protein

- 1 Egg.
- Chopped green/red peppers.
- Chopped onions.
- Chopped lean meat of your choice. (Ham's the best.)

Mix it all up in a bowel, dump it into a frying pan, let it cook until egg isn't raw, consume.

Also, you could totally throw it between a nice, fresh baked wholewheat bun or in a whole wheat flat bread. This shit's gold.

**Cheese and Franks Red Hot Sauce totally optional, but definitely recommended.
