They sit pretty far along the urethra, no where near the testes. They do not produce sperm. Only the testes produce sperm, and only during the complex biological chain reaction that is ejaculation. If there were not traces of semen (and thus, sperm) in the urethra to mix with with the 'precum', such as in the scenario described by me in the earlier post that you so idiotically ridiculed, then it is impossible for 'precum' to cause pregnancy.
I understand that you are probably still in high school, and that you probably are enrolled in an abstinence-only sex 'education' class, so I fully understand why you are so ignorant. It's excusable for now, but you should really research what you're talking about before you attempt to argue with someone.
