sup /fit/, I decided last month that I need to lose weight so I started biking 3 miles every day starting on the first of September. It's been over two weeks now and I've biked three miles every day, much of which is uphill and on dirt roads, but I still weigh exactly the same as I did on August 31st before I started this and I can't notice any real difference when I look at myself in the mirror.
I realize that it's only been two weeks, but I thought I would see more results by now. Do I just keep it up and this next time next month or two months from now I will have lost weight, or should I do something differently? Halp.

You're probably not seeing results because that's not very far.

Try 40 miles a day, or 75 if you're up to it, you'll see results a lot quicker.
