Hey /fit/, how can one work out lower abs.

I due a lot of crunches, but never really feel any burn there, only in the top part.

this. pretty much anything that involves your hip flexors (as a unit, not individually targeting them) also uses your lower abdomen.

but don't keep your legs straight. Keeping them straight will hit your hip flexors more keep them slightly bent at the knee

basically any exercise you can do where you move your legs to your chest instead of the other way around will hit the lower abs more

lay on your back shoulders slightly off the ground, hands under lower back and raise your legs up slowly to about a 60 degree angle then lower just just before the ground and repeat.
