Having a sense of cheat days isn't something healthy living people do. Facts are, if you're a clean eating person, you can afford to have 10 out of 100 meals be crappy or not too great. Like, you can't expect to go with a group of friends on a Friday night and request a cup of oats and four egg whites and one whole egg, and really see it happen.
Just take this into consideration: there are people out there, probably about 85% of the U.S. population, who eat complete shit at every meal of the day, and still snack on other bad shit through out the day.
NOW... Regarding cheat meals. Do NOT under estimate the cheat meal. I am not even fucking kidding. When I lost about seventy pounds last year, I'd plateau every ten pounds, no matter what. You know what fixed it each time? A spicy chicken sandwich combo at Wendy's.
And to the diet coke naysayers... Fuck off. Chemical filled? Eat dick. Is it good for you? No. Is it bad? No.
