hi /fit/kso, im about 5'10, 145 and everyday i wake up, i do 3 sets of 25 push ups, and 25 crunches (using an ab roller). the problem is, im hardly seeing any difference at all, and ive been doing this for a few months now, and as summer approaches i need to get abs/pecks/nice arms to impress the bitches at the beach. what can i do?

pushups aint shit, go lift heavy shit on bench press, bastard.also crunches dont do shit cause they only do your top two abs. be suspended or use a weight or medicine ball. buy a book or video or pirate it, you stupid cunt
