So /fit/ I'm very interested in losing my love handles. I'm at a weird place in that I'm skinnyish but I have love handles :/ I'm not looking for a get rich quick scheme I am willing to work them the hell off. I was just curious as to what are some good exercises that actually work if you keep to them.
we need a sticky explaining to dumbfucks that you cannot spot lose fat. you can only reduce total bodyfat, and in order to lose your gut/lovehandles/blubber thighs/fatass/manboobs/etc., you have to strictly control your diet and exercise regularly for months
