We've established that I shouldn't be eating so much before I go to sleep, but does anyone have a good solution? I don't really have an opportunity to eat more than about 800 calories during the day, because we don't have a "lunch break" at work, so I just have to eat what I can during any free time I have during the day.
I don't want to just eat 800 calories and then go home and not eat anything, then my calorie intake will be too low I think. I know I sound like a total dumbass, but in all seriousness, any suggestions? I don't want to get calories from chips or anythign unhealthy like that, I mostly eat fruit or something easy like that at work.
I don't eat like this on weekends when I'm not working.
