Me and my brahs use it when we hit the bench or the squat rack for some curls.

My arms certainly got a lot bigger when I was on the stuff. I could do like 3 sets extra with more weight on the curls everytime.

Is it of any benefit at all for the big lifts, in your opinion? I think so, since I seem more mentally focused form...that could just be the whack of caffeine though.

I actually use it. It gives you a boost of energy that will help you feel motivated to get in there and hit the weights. Especially on those days where you just don't feel like it.

Seems to help you focus and bang out a couple more reps than average. It's no miracle product, but it's helpful in it's own way.

Also, regular use will show improved muscle pump.

I use it all the time. Well when I can. You have to take a break for a month after you use it for 12 weeks.

Yes, it gives you loads of energy and helps you focus. Just make sure your take it slow with the scoops the first time. It's not exactly tasty.

Umm. It's certainly expensive. I would recommend atleast trying it. I DEFINATELY noticed when I stopped using it. You just feel so tired at the gym compared to before.

And mine was actually quite tasty.
