Hey /fit/!

The snow is starting to melt, which means I'm gonna be outside a bit more, and with the warm months, I've decided to start jogging for about 30 minutes a day. I live in a country-type area, so there's almost always a new place to venture to; the scenery kicks ass.

Anyways, I was wondering, I heard somewhere awhile ago that jogging/running is not as good for you as just straight up walking.

My brain tells me that you'd get more done by jogging for 30 minutes rather than walking.

any input is good!

Bullshit. Do HIIT 30second sprint 30second jog until failure every morning.

Could you re-word that entire sentence?

specifically what you mean by "until failure every morning."

Until failure? No.
Go until failure in the afternoon or evening.

Until you drop. Every morning.

Kinda thought that's what it meant;

Doesn't that have the potential to ruin the rest of my day? ;_;

Yes. Which is why I don't recommend jogging until failure in the morning. HIIT is barnone the best routine you can use, but to go until your muscles fail in the morning is foolishness.

Doesn't change anything.

Alrighty, so, I should excercise intensely in the evening, then?

Sounds good; I'm lazy in the morning anyways :3

Everyday I run around my block one more time than I did the previous day.

Right now I'm on lap 3. I wonder how many I can go.
