Ok, so I've been lurking /fit/ for around 4 hours and Im inspired to drop a few pounds and tone up. Eating correctly and getting portions rite is important. For cardio ill be running and jumping (30secs fast/30 slow) how long should cardio last for you think? 60mins?

I've got a set of dumbells here aswell and alot of ppl suggest weights, im young and been told to just do pushups but are their effective exercises with dumbells?

Hope im not repeating to much shit.

Yea, 10 minutes is actually pretty good for a beginner. I like to do weights first, then run. But whatever, some people like to run first, then weight lift.

You're not supposed to lift weights and run on the same day.

ok just got back from my run, did a 300m warm up and stretching, then found a line 40-50m away and ran thier then sprineted back, did that 3 times then took a break and went again 2 times. Just from that i was so fucking exhausted, light geaded with a headache and puffed out. How fucking embarassing.
