A stern warning to my fellow fatties: Fatskinny !M6R0eWkIpk
Lurking on /fit/ instead of /b/ or /tv/ could be beneficial to your health.

I know it's pretty lame that I needed an internet forum to help me get off my lazy arse, but I'm not complaining since the results are there.

P.S. Yeah supplement haters, it's Animal Cuts. It's raping the fat off me, more so than the first month of running where I didn't use it. So I'm happy with it.

How well has animal cuts worked for you?

I'm joining the army in a few months and I need to lose some weight. I'm nearly 180lbs @ 5'7" so about twenty pounds needs to go. My shitty diet doesn't help.

I'm considering trying some supplements myself. Would you recommend it for my situation?

I've been running for 8 weeks now, prior to that I didn't do a days worth of exercise in my life. In the last 3 weeks on Animal Cuts I've lost the same amount of FAT I did in the first 5. (not just weight, actual FAT.)

If that's down to Animal Cuts or just my endurance and stamina levels increasing I can't say at this point. I guess you need to plateau a little to measure results more accurately.

It's just a supplement, I don't put too much stock in them. But I don't like to discredit them off hand either.

it looks like you could make a pretty sweet bong out of those supplement containers.

It was dirt cheap, doesn't need batteries and clips onto things. They're also fairly indestructible, it's been machine washed more times than some of my jeans.

That's the point of viral marketing dipshit, make it so people won't realize that it is viral marketing.
