Too many people neglect their fundamental compound lifts. Curls are really only necessary if you've worked out for years and really spotted biceps as a weak point, otherwise they aren't gonna fuckin grow anyway till you've done all you can with the basics.

I also hate it when people do NOTHING but curls for a whole fucking hour, with shitty form to boot.

Compound moves like presses and squates > curls anyday.

Curls are good when you are only working your biceps along with another muscle group on a particular day.

besides if you do rows and back you work your biceps, if you bench, you work your tri's. I personally love working my tri's though, they're gorgeous
