I don't drink any alcohol. Can't stand the taste.

And I only eat out once a week, and it's at a Chinese buffet house. I know, most buffets are fatty, but there are some healthy items at this one (like sushi, fruit, salad, steamed cabbage, steamed veggies, etc). Plus I avoid all soda, including diet cola. I stick to unsweetened tea and filtered water.

And I wasn't sucking in at the first pic. Just standing straight.

Yeah, I hate the carpet, too. It's gonna be replaced whenever we get enough money to replace it.

Been losing weight slowly over the last three years. 150 pounds in 3 years isn't that bad. That's about a pound a week.

Also, as can be seen in the first pic, quite a bit of that weight is excess skin and visceral fat.

Yeah, I have a makeshift one outside (a metal pipe punched through a corner of an outside room). I'm already doing pushups (can currently do 5-6 full ones before failure, but my recovery rate is high so I can do another 5-6 within half an hour). Part of my power sculpt routine has me doing bicycle crunches, along with sword pulls, knee raises, etc.
