Dear /fit/,
I am 5'2 and currently weigh 126lbs. I regularly do exercises with dumbbells (because I have no access to a gym, and I can't quite afford anything else on my budget).

I was wondering what you guys think are the most effective exercises with dumbbells - specifically for triceps, and if it's possible to work calves with dumbbells, that would be pretty sweet too.

Also, another question: just how unhealthy is it for me to eat undercooked steak? I prefer my steak cooked just until it's brown on the outside (something like... rare), and no more. I can't stand that charred medium well crap.

Not sure about the dumbbell question, but I think the beef should be fairly safe, just a tad more risky than sushi, really. It's the poultry ya gotta watch out for.

Watch this video. At 5:02, Scooby will show you a good one. Just remember to start off fairly light. In most cases, your Tricep probably won't be as strong as your bicep.

This is probably your best bet. Scooby will show you how to do lunges.

If you only have dumbells, do overhead tricep extensions and tricep kickbacks. If you have access to a bench, start benching, that'll rawk your tricep if you switch to a close grip every once in a while.
