Basically anything that works the abs and has your body fully extended will do the trick.

Lie down on your back on a bench and raise your legs but don't bend em. Do a few and your lowers'll be fucked up.

you got a pullup bar? do leg lifts, your legs can be straight or bent. Straight is a more intense workout though. Make sure you keep your back straight and you aren't flying around. If so you need moar core strength.

Or do L-pullups.

It fucking plain sucks trying to keep your trunk tight and your legs at 90 degrees AND do a pull-up. It shifts the whole weight placement which makes it harder work for your arms aswell.
