When i go for a jog, i always feel sick when i've been going for 30/40 mins.

Will i actually ever be sick or should i just carry on? Also is this a bad thing?

Are you not eating a while before you jog? Or are you eating right before you go? Both of those could do it.

Be sure you don't eat too close to running, and drink plenty of water before you start running to ensure you don't get dehydrated/overheated (a sure source of nausea)

If you eat too long before you jog, you'll feel sick because your blood sugar will be too low; if you eat to soon before you jog, you'll feel sick because running on a full stomach leads to vomiting. You have to find a good balance, for me, if I eat some pasta (plain with olive oil) 2 hours before I head out, it's perfect.

during football workouts i remember people vomiting all the time. It was usually the same people and i never threw up but i did feel nauseas on occasion. It happens but if you feel that way every time i dont know how sustainable your workouts are.
