Hey /fit/,

I was wondering if you had a suggestion on how to thin up a bit without having to spend 30+ mins working out a day in order to burn fat.

I'm on my feet constantly, cause I work 40+ hours a week, but I'm not exactly thin.
Is there any way to burn some fat without spending a shitload of time doing so?

Okay, so are places like... Subway alright?

Is there anything fast food that I can grab, on my lunchbreak at work?
Or should I scrap that completely and go to the grocery store, and just start from scratch, and bring lunch to work?

So...

Substitutes for soda:
Tea

Grape Juice
Orange Juice
Milk
V8 drinks

those cool?

No, subway is not alright. Bread of any form is pure energy.

Buy your stuff, calculate the carbs you need and eat.
Start from scratch, no processed food.
Make your own food.

Fruit juices contain a lot of fruit sugar.
Sugar is not a good idea.
Stick to water, tea and milk.

OP here, sounds like wraps in general would be an awesome portable lunch.
Turkey, swiss and some lettuce in a whole wheat wrap sounds tasty with some carrots on the side and maybe an apple.

lol, maybe I can come up with some healthy lunches on my own.

Cut up little pieces of chicken (no skin) or salmon squares.

Just remember not to put any dressings on your salad. If you don't think you can enjoy it otherwise, here's a little tip on how you can have dressing with your salad without having it practically dripping in fat shit:

Take a little cup (not a drinking cup) and put some ranch/italian/whatever dressing you like in it. Dip your fork into the cup (don't DRENCH it, just lightly dip it in) and then dig into your salad. You get that dressing taste without gobbling up thousands of fatty calories.

Cool, thanks.

I think I can do the wraps without dressing, but the salad straight up, I'd prolly have to grab some low-fat shit or something.

I'm not overweight or anything, I just want to lose some flab, I'll prolly start looking into exercising soon after I get a steady diet.

Lol no problem. Just remember not to starve yourself or get too obsessed with dieting/exercise.
