hey /fit/
So I got a little bit of flab from being overly inactive during the summer, and am quite out of shape. I want to get into shape and lose the flab on my belly and thighs, and am looking for help making a workout routine.

I figured I could do situps and pushups, and maybe squats. I also have access to a stationary bike every other week. any help? I am 6' and 160lb.

Looks like you already know how to lose that flab.

any tips on how much I should be using it/ at what setting? I'm just looking for a routine that I can easily do for a bit after school, nothing that takes up a huge amount of time.

honestly, I don't like running all that much, and would rather us the stationary bike. I'm assuming the two would have close to the same effects in the end.

I know I'm not overweight, but I wouldn't mind losing some flab.
