So yesterday I was swimming with some friends, when both of my calves cramped up pretty bad (one, then the other) - I was unable to walk / just kinda rolling around in pain for a minute, then I had a lot of trouble bending my leg or pointing my toes.Today, both legs are pretty sore.I eat somewhat decently, and I don't think I'm hugely low in potassium - so is there anything I can do to prevent something like that from happening again? Also, any good tips on making my legs feel better today? I want to go skating tonight :(

Stretch and stay hydrated.
drink plenty of water and have a bit more protien then normal. Protien build and maintain muscles and don't exert yourself too much.
