Hey /fit/

I am living abroad for a while and don't have access to a gym or weights. I used to be in shape (lifted weights, NCAA Men's Crew, etc... But those days were a couple of years ago. Anyone know if its possible to build much muscle using your own body weight?

Where are you that doesn't have a gym?

Of course there are ways.

Just do isometric exercises.

Push-ups, inverted push-ups, hand-stand push-ups, etc.

Way out in the countryside of a Caribbean island. Closest gym is 45 minutes away. Even if it was close, I am not sure I would want to use it though...

Pick up a pair of these, and get started. L-sits, muscle-ups, dips (with rings turned out) etc.
