Post your best mass gainer technique.

Here is my:

1. Eat every 2th hours. (Before gym lots of ch, medium deal protein, after gym more protein, and more ch)
2. Use mass gainers (only 35%+ protein)
3. Eat well before sleep.
4. Dont drink coffeine.
