Hey /fit/I got back from the gym and had myself 4 lovely hard boild eggs and some rye bread. I'm not ready for protein shakes yet. What does /fit/ like to chow down on after working out?
>>336976no, a few hours do nothing.
I eat a can of tuna mixed with mayonaise(?), sweetcorn and some chili peppers.I don't know if this benifits my workout but I love it.
rye bread with random stuff and a protein shakethen a nap
>>336994>mayoFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF>>336969sauce? She can put my banana in her mouth if you know what I mean
>>337001>She can put my banana in her mouth if you know what I meanI don“t follow.
>>337005Seconded.
>>337005OP here, its Lucy Pinder. Have fun anon.
>>336976Fried eggs with caviar on whole-grain bread, or sometimes Mackerel in tomato. Its my opinion that protein shake is too much money for too little unless youre very skinny.
>>337035Caviar? Rich anon is rich?
30g whey mixed with milk and waterglucose drink (after weights)
>>337149Caviar isn't actually as expensive as Hollywood and overpriced restaurants would have you believe...
>>337035Do you shop at Waitrose?
protein supplements are actually pretty cheap at about 60 cents per serving.
Whey protein shake with 2 portions of amino acids.
>>337301lol the amino acids in whey not good enough?
Skinless chicken fillets, egg and cucumber sandwich and a protein shake.
