I'm trying to lose some weight by working more physical activity into my schedule, but something else that I need to work on is a good diet. I'm thinking that a "don't eat anything that wouldn't be found in nature" diet would be good because all of that shit is what's best for you. This is not vegetarianism, meat is found in nature.

So, if I do decide to do this, what should I eat per meal? What nutrients is it important to have at what time of day? I know you're no nutritionists, but you know far more than I do about nutrition.

Dude, fuck that, science has made leaps and bounds in protecting our health. Go into a health food/gnc/vitamin shoppe type place for your groceries.

They have Fish (oil), coconut, multi vitamins, greens supplements, protein, carbs, glutamine, everything you need to live.
