BASIC INFO: 23, 5'10, 175 lbs. Great shape up through high school (ran track and rowed), gained 10-15 lbs as a freshman in college, kept it ever since. I look ok wearing clothes (my limbs, neck, etc are all slender) but when shirtless or naked my gut hangs out a little bit over my waist, standard stuff). Otherwise, I feel pretty energetic. I lifted regularly in high school and don't need the basics spelled out, just some helpful pointers.

Anyway, here is my current workout regimen (as of about 2 weeks ago):

DAY 1 - BACK, BICEP, SHOULDERS
- standing curls (alternating arms as I go)
- sets of pull-ups (I can only manage 4-6 per set)
- bent over rows (1 arm at a time)
- shoulder shrugs
- forearm curls (hanging wrists off bench)
- military press (sometimes seated, sometimes standing)
- shoulder raises (not sure how to describe, first out to sides and then up to front)

DAY 2 - CHEST & TRICEP
- bench press

DAY 3 - rest

So it's a 2 days on, 1 day off cycle. I tend to lift in the 8-10 pm range for about 45 minutes with stretching in between sets along with my ab and leg work. Then I do cardio afterward, come back and shower off, and have a reasonably light dinner.

I should mention that my forearms and shoulders are scrawny right now, so I'd like to really hit them hard if possible (forearms are a pain to isolate, especially the "top" side). Also, most of those exercises are done in 3 sets of 8 reps and I use my own equipment (dumbbells and a simple flat bench). I will join a gym once I move but that's not for another couple months, so in the meantime I am trying to wing it.

DIET - I eat pretty healthy but I do drink about 1 can of soda per day on average and eat burgers or pizza maybe 3 times per week. I will try to cut that shit out. Otherwise, I eat lots of fruit (sometimes blended into shakes with whey added), veggies, and fish/chicken. I don't take any vitamins or supplements. Honestly, I still overeat sometimes (force of habit) but I am trying to eat more smaller meals and drink lots of water.

Whew, enough typing for now. Any recommendations, criticisms, or straight up insults? Thanks for even reading all this shit.
