healthy diet plan with food I actually like Anonymous

I want to lose some weight. I'm going to be working out, of course, but I am having a hard time finding food I actually LIKE to eat. I think a nice "diet plan" would be good. I know that it is best to eat 6 small meals a day to keep my metabolism up, but what should I eat? Do you guys have any or know where I can find some diet plans or something? I'm looking for something that doesn't include seafood and oatmeal and crap. I pretty much just like to eat chicken, turkey, steak, and eggs.

being in shape has nothing to do with delicious food.

Damn guys. I must like everything, 'cause I was able to teach myself to eat foods that I "didn't like" in the past. If I really want to eat it, I figure I might as well like it so I just hype it up in my mind. I don't go "OH MAN THIS TASTES SO GOOD (lol no it doesn't)" in my mind. I just try to think of things about it I can appreciate and build up from there.

Meal 1: Yogurt+Banana+ approx 20 grams protein from turkey (2-3 hours later)
Meal 2: Handful of almonds, apple, costco chicken can
(2 hours or so later)
Meal 3: Protein Shake, Spinach (blanched), Broccoli

Meal 4: Grapes, Handful of almonds, beef jerky.

Meal 5: White Rice, Chicken(bbq), squash

Misc: protein before and after workout
fish oil + anti-oxidants + multi+ calcium
No drinks with calories other then tea.


Slight variations on that depending on the day and what i have available, I was eating cherries (in place of grapes) very happily until they recently went out of season
