op here again, any other ideas? because i plan to do my excercises before i go to sleep so i get tired and fall asleep right after words, is this healthy? i have just finished making a chart to track my progress, i will begin with 30 situps and 8 pushups, and tomorrow, i will go for 34 and 10, then 38 and 12, and so on, any advice would be appreciated, thanks
