Do yoga on off days and start running at a fast pace.
Anyway, exercises like these will give you functional strength and endurance mostly, it will also strengthen your arms and joints and give you better balance and more energy for the day. If you practice a martial art, it will make you better at it.
Don't expect to get even near to a body builders mass of muscles. Don't expect to squat 500 lbs either.
Don't listen to the faggots who say that the only posible way to train is in a gym or with weights, yes, that is an easier option, but by no means is it the only one. Especially if you don't plan to become a body builder.
