i want to try an accoustic workout routine. by accoustic i mean without using anything other than my own bodyweight as resistance.
anybody have any good experiences with this or routines that work?

sit down and use your hands/arms to put resistance on your body
before some fat retard comes in shouting about squatz n oatz just understand that the mainworkout of bloc wrestlers (olympic style) is using these techniques, because it is the only practical way to gain strength in neck, which is win or lose part of body in wrestling
