Also if you're like me and hate hate hate raw veggies, it's easy to take a lot of vegetables (carrots, peppers, crucifers, spinach, etc), chop up enough to fill a small bowl with, add a little water, put a lid on and steam in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or so.
