okay /fit/ you are my first port of call.
so im working out mainly in a blight to loose weight, hitting the gym regularly and cutting the crap out of my diet, but i dont think my diet is effective enough. any one got any good ideas for a good diet that gives me a balance but helps drop the pounds?

to start out, take your normal 3 meals a day and split them in half.

You will eat 6 small meals 2x as frequent.

When you eat a smaller portion you will end up eating much less than if you eat big portions.

Other then that, cut out all junk foods and sweets.
