ive been trying to jog for about 20 to 30 minutes every other day to shed 10-15 pounds.


problem is i get tired as fuck at 10 minutes and feel like passing out,

i'm 5 foot 7 and weigh 150.

how do i improve my endurance?

Not by running moar after resting. Thats for sure.

All right, this sounds really stupid, but time yourself to see how long you can run. Really push yourself. Then, add 2 minutes on top of that, then when thats do able add 2 more, etc, until you can run your goal.

just run every day as much as you can just like you used to and eventually you wont get as tired.

dont think there is a quick way.

it will improve naturally over time. Just rest when you feel like you are going to pass out, move to walking, then start jogging again when you can. probably fastest way to lose weight
