Motivate me /fit/, i bailed on my workout yesterday because i felt like shit, now i've been eating mcvities digestive milk chocolate biscuits...

also my hands & knee hurt

if you bail on a workout, don't even think about failure. just know that the next time you work out you WILL rip shit up. a positive mental attitude works wonders.

i hope you didn't turn to those biscuits as some sort of comfort, because if you did, that's a way bigger problem to sort out before anything else. sure, food tastes good, but see it as fuel first and pleasure second, otherwise you might not reach your goals regardless of your exercise routine.

don't worry about the mcvities, it's just that i've been eating healthy all week and i'm allowing myself a treat ;), but i think i might be sick... i'm feeling really tired(after 12 hours of sleep), my nose is stuffy and my eyes are tired.

I might have to tone down my exercise regime, which has basically been this;
Morning jog -> 10 hours of outdoor active work -> working out or 60 minute cardio sessions -> ~ almost 6 hours of sleep

i'm thinking i might need to tone this down
