I think those are just bodyweight squats.

On a side note, I don't think I've ever met anyone who can do that many muscle ups.
Anyone who does crossfit must have an insane back; every time I see their WOD's, there's always some ludicrous number of pull-ups required.

Yeah, the other day they had "For time: 100 pull-ups" and another time "For time: 45lb weighted pull-ups - 30 reps"

I wasn't even aware that anybody ever actually weighted their pull-ups.

A few days ago, they had "30 handstand pushups" mixed in with like 5 other exercises.

Indeed, the pullups are what always kill me the most with crossfit, other than the rare day where they prescribe like 50 hspu's.

And yes, those are bodyweight squats.
