So /fit/, here's my progress so far. Good enough, or is it possible to be doing better? My workout currently consists of cardio and Ab Ripper X (which, mind the corny name, works awesomely).

I don't know, you could be. Form is the most important thing... If you're doing it wrong, you probably won't get the best results and/or you might injure yourself. You could check with a doctor, too. Anyway, it has several types of crunches. Also works your thighs pretty good... Gotten some definition on them, too.

since you're already at a good body fat% you don't have to do any crazy bulking. I would say just find about 3 or 4 exercises for each muscle and do about 3 or 4 sets of each exercise. Devote 1 day to each muscle group. If you're doing bench for example you would start off with a light warm up set of 12-15 reps to get blood circulation into the chest, then a set of 12 with a moderately heavy weight, 10 with a bit heavier, 10 with a little bit heavier, and try for 8 with a weight you know you CAN NOT do 10 reps with even if your life depends on it.

I've been pretty hardcore running for about a year now, but do almost no exercise (which would only consist of situps and pushups really - I don't want to bulk up at all because I'm a long distance runner) and I eat pretty good, stay away from junk/fatty foods and soda and only drink iced/green tea or water. I was pretty chubbz before I started but now I'm skinny, but I'm like skinnyfat I guess. Like, you can see my ribs and you can see my top ab muscles, but not the others, it's weird to explain but I'm sure you get the gist. Anyway, will this Ab Ripper X help with this shit if I do the workout maybe like 3 times a week? Can anyone recommend a good ab workout otherwise? I just want defined abs so you can see them but I don't want to go all out. I think being skinny with abs looks good..

And the workout is simple, nothing out of this world. Took me a while to memorize...but that's just me. I enjoy watching the video and doing it along with it, though. Motivates me more.

Anyway, while the workout is not for the legs specifically, I'm starting to notice some definition around my thighs, which is good, too. Legs have gotten a lot stronger than they were. I'm sure you'll like it, just don't give up on it like a lot of people have... I really don't get it. I mean, you can PAUSE mid-workout, catch your breath, then continue...

Just go buy P90X, its worth it. Im on week two and have had very noticeable results. Ab Ripper X is a beast, at first I had to dog it all the way through, taking breaks ever routine and shit, but now I can pretty much get through the whole thing without stopping. Except for the Phifer Scissors and that thing where you put your legs straight up in the air and lift your ass off the ground with your abs. I just cant get my legs straight enough to get the balance. But the yoga video is helping with that so its all good, Ill be there in a week or two. p90x and ab ripper ftw.

Well, I just downloaded that P90X Ab Ripper X thing and just completed it.

Most of those exercises... Actually all of those exercises, are what we do in my taekwondo and gung fu classes.

We actually do a lot more than just those, so that workout was easy as crap for me, I just like to feel the burn in my abs :D

Most of the workouts in that video are the ones that my hip joints hate :(

Other than that, doing those routines about 3 times a week along with a regular balanced exercise (arms, back, shoulders, etc.) will definitely get you into shape. I do the same ab exercises after every workout when I'm not training.. It's somewhat pointless of me to do those exercises when I am already doing them all the time when I AM training.. Which is most of the year.
