You're not going to gain anything no matter how much creatine you take without FOOD. Weight gainer is alright but it's just full of dextrose, and crap compared to REAL FOOD.

EAT FAGGOT STOP TRYING TO FIND EASY WAYS IN A GAME WHERE THERE ARE NONE.

why the hell WOULDN'T you want to eat delicious food to gain weight?

Gainers are over-priced and unhealthy. Just fucking eat more. 5 meals a day is superior. 400-700 calories each

Just eat A LOT more than usual for a while. Ask someone to force food down your throat if you have to! After a few days on this diet your body will realize that it is finally getting what it needs, and start using it to build mass (both muscle and fat). After that you will be hungry pretty much 24/7.

You don't have to eat fancy shit then. Go on a fucking Spartan diet, bread and water, nuts, oatmeal, whole grains, raw vegetables and fruits, etc.

So there's no way to build muscle without building up fat ? This doesn't make any sense.

you can build muscle without becoming fat, but it'll take much longer

it makes perfect sense. making muscle requires enourmous energy for protein synthesis, like you wouldn't believe although the exact number of calories escapes me. your body is only willing to do it provided it has 1. training stimulus and 2. caloric surplus. caloric surplus goes hand in hand with an increase in body fat, to what degree is debatable (clean bulking is popular these days but how effective it is i couldn't say) but there is no debate as to the basic fact.

this does not mean you turn into a fatty fatty fatty fat, but you will put on weight. bodybuilders have been doing it for years, powerlifters don't bother taking the weight off afterwards because they don't care. but you can't grow without surplus.
