/fit/, need helpmy sleep schedule has been real fucked for the past year or two, going to sleep itself isn't a problem and getting up isn't a problem, I sleep for about 8 hours exactly, depending on if I do a 5 day split or some shit and rape myself I'll try to sleep 9 hours or longer if possiblebut anyway I really want to go to sleep between 10-12 instead of 2-4, is there any way to slowly fix this and do it without taking alot of ambien or doing a hard reset?i've done hard resets so many times in the past year or two to try to fix it and it just doesn't work for me, I'm in chronic pain and if I get less than 6-7 hours of sleep not only do I not function as well my pain is increased ten fold, so that's why I have to take a different approach to it, if I have to i'll turn to my doc for sleeping pillsso yea, anything I can do to fix this?
sleep 15m-30m earlier every night , maybe even 5-10m
i was like that for 2 weeks when i got back from asia over the summer. my sleep cycle was all fucked up.went back to normal when school started and i was forced to wake up early again.
