So I heard it's bad to do resistance after cardio, but what if you do some res and then cardio in the morning, but then you feel like some more res in arvo/evening? is ok?
I do weights then cardio. then if I'm doing a two a day I'll do weights then cardio.
well your not going to get 100% efficiency, i'd wait at least 8 hrs between morning and afternoon sessions

I run at 13km/h for around 10 mins to get my heart started before weight training every session.No problems here, feels good man.
