So, I understand the concept that you should work out certain muscle groups, but I haven't done that in the past. I've had a routine where I do everything I want in one session. Cardio, mostly upper body and a little legs/back. This, in a perfect day, would take about 2 1/2 hours, and I would work out about 5 days a week.So /fit/, with my routine, am I limiting my results?Pic unrelated, but kinda funny

whole body workouts are actually super effective... but sometimes not when you combine everything into one day...also, you should be doing mostly legs/back, following with a little upper body, and then cardio.
