I mean, fuck, how tall are you, and how much do you weigh? i bet you have barely put any weight on since you've been at the gym by the looks of you.
But anyway, if you wanna get bigger then follow this 3 step program to success - 1. Eat big 2000-3000 calories a day, inc. 1g of protein for every lb you weigh. You should be eating every 2 hours for this, and your biggest meals should be breakfast/lunch. 2. Sleep big - at LEAST 8 hours a day, also get into a regular sleeping pattern. 3. Lift big - If you want strength, lift the max you can for 3 reps, or if you wanna get bigger, a moderate weight for 8-12 reps. A mixture of 2 will give you strength and size.
