Hey /fit/. This is gonna be my first time posting on this board. I need your help. I'll give you my specs first.

I'm 5'7, and around 200 pounds. I need a workout plan that'll help me lose weight and maybe gain some muscle.

My diet consists of little sodas/junk food. I'm just 200 pounds because my metabolism is slow as fuck.

Help me out, please, /fit/?

Op here, I also forgot to add, I don't like to run much, but I'm damn good at jumping rope.

1. Food diary. Write down everything you eat.
2. Cardio. Do it. Don't bitch. Go from the couch to running 1.5 miles at once and you will see a huge difference.
3. You should lift. exrx.net will tell you how. Beg, borrow or steal Starting Strength, Dinosaur Training or Never Gymless.

Squats, pushups, jump-roping.

Diet: no alcohol, no carbonated drinks, eat more carbs in mornings, more protein in evenings.
