What is the maximum of human strenght?
Say you train a kid since he is 1 day old, maybe one day he could bench press an elephant?

Just google world record bench press. The highest bench press of someone with no assistance and no equipment who was drug tested is 711lbs.

The record without drug testing is only 714lbs. With a lifting shirts its 1000+ lbs.

Most people stop building muscle naturally at a level. Without drugs there is no way to increase strength past that point.

The strongest a man can probably bench press, at the absolute pinnacle of strength, is probably right around that 715 mark.

And those powerlifters look fat. Lee Priest, in OP pic, probably maxes out somewhere between 450-600.

''Somewhere in Germany is a baby Superman, born in Berlin with bulging arm and leg muscles. Not yet 5, he can hold seven-pound weights with arms extended, something many adults cannot do. He has muscles twice the size of other kids his age and half their body fat.''

He's a monstre.
