I just ate Big Mac and a McChicken just now. How long should I wait till I can do cardio? I was going to exercise right before eating, but my mom came home with food earlier than what I expected and I didn't want to microwave cold burgers.

and yes, I know. "unhealthy, blah blah blah." It's one of my cheat days.

If you ate more sensibly, those calories you burned would have spent more energy you already have in your body, instead of using up half a shitty hamburger.

But what do I care about a fatass in the making

It was going to come from a food source processed so that it could be used by the body for energy anyway.

Fast food every once in a while doesn't make people fat, don't pretend that it does. It's about habitually poor diet, lack of exercise, blah blah blah.

2,500 calories of McDonald's food isn't as much as 2,500 calories of lean meats, dark leafy greens (especially spinach and broccoli), egg, milk, unpolished rice, so on and so forth in that fashion.

Settle for second best (or dead last) in nutrition whenever you want.
