Is it better to run 30 minutes in the morning then again in the afternoon, or is it better to run for an hour in the morning?

Is there any advantage to doing it two times a day? (Assuming the time is the same when added up)

for weightloss I'd say only do steady state cardio in the morning and HIIT any other time

If you're trying to lose weigh, run for 45 mins to 1 hour in the morning before you eat if you can, fasted cardio burns directly from fat. If you're pretty lean and trying to get off of a plateau or just entered a plateau from the fasted cardio route, then run 30 mins in the morning, and 30 at night. This will give you a double boost to your metabolism. Don't start off doing doubles of cardio though because when you do adapt you won't have anywhere to go (except HIIT).

Seriously, you wanna look like this?
Then you gotta get into roids!
We can talk cardio, weights, nutrition till we're blue in the face but this look is not attainable without them.
See to gain muscle you will need to put on fat.
See to lose fat you will need to sacrafice some muscle.
Unless...you do what all these fitness models, gurus & so-called natural bodybuilders do and go for the AAS.

Then you wanna do cardio (after eating (preferably easily assimilated protein)) in the morning. Eat up some carbs after.
You'd do well to do some weights evening time, again fuel the body before & after to preserve lean tissue.
