I come to you in need /fit/ please help me out. I'm about 6'1" 150lb. I want to get to around 140 or so, then bulk on just a little muscle. I'm looking for a slender body, but not disgustingly so. If I reach what I want to look like before 140, then I'll stop. I've got a small home gym like in the picture, outside to walk, and 10lb dumbbells. What is the quickest, healthiest way for me to lose this weight?

I stupidly went on a diet before, only eating 1000 calories a day. If that. I want to lose it healthily this time, please help me out. I don't really look at my Carbs to fats to protein/whatever ration at all, what should it be? I eat healthy enough, so I've never worried about it. Should I just continue to ignore it and just eat home made healthy meals, or should I be keeping an eye on it? I'm willing to do whatever it takes to lose the weight I want to, please help.

I only drink water, maybe a juice or some milk from time to time. I also eat about 3 major meals a day, with my family. So the small meals isn't an option for me.

Please help, what's a healthy caloric intake for my weight and height? How much should I cut back from that to loose the weight I want. I heard 500 is the ideal number, is that true? Also, I've got quite the sweet tooth, I'll try and resist, but I'm too much of a fat ass at heart. Is splenda or "stevia sweet leaf" a decent alternative? Or am I going to get cancer/aids/whatever from these? Are they even calorie free? Thank you for any help! I really want to do this and need some advice, I'll try to reply as quickly as possible!

You are either a troll, someone who doesn't know how to convert from the metric system to our US retard system, or very mentally ill. 6'1" and 150lbs and you literally look like skin and bones to normal people. If you think you need to lose weight, I think you need to talk to a professional because you are mentally sick man :(. I'm ~6'2", 175 lbs, and I'm as slender as slender can be. I can't imagine being that thin and being able to function.

Nope I'm srs. I just haven't really moved for the last couple of years. I probably have the minimum amount of muscle require to still get up and move my arms. I still have a small gut I want to get rid of, but as soon as that's gone, I'll put on my muscle.

OP you have the same mindset I had, don't do it bulk now while lifting hard. 10lb dumbells are nothing buy a bar (Do starting for strengh)

You can cut when you actually have muscle


Oh I'm now 140lb ish 6'1
