Ok /fit/ I am a 253lb male with a medium frame. I dont eat much, except at night I get outrageous hunger. How can I stop these cravings? Also, for excercise I have been running everyday for about 45min to an hour should I continue to do so? Or should I focus on getting a bike and ride that for a longer period of time? I am joining a local dieting group this morning and will be joining a gym on my next paycheck [today as well]. What are your thoughts and opinions? Should I also do push-up, sit-ups crunches and other small exercises before and after a sleep and midday? Thank you for your opinions Anon and non.
