OP, all you need to do to gain muscle mass is a calorie surplus, that's it. We can't tell you how much it is. Since you're fat, you probably have a slow metabolism, and won't have to eat as much as a normal person would to gain muscle.
Aim for at least 2,800 calories a day, with plenty of protein/carbs/fat, and a post-workout shake. Get a good lifting routine, like this.
