That burger's a spah
One cup of Fiber One Honey Clusters with no milk. I like dry, crunchy cereal...sue me. Also had one slice of whole wheat toast with sugar free blackberry spread. (200 calories)
Original Vegan Boca Burger topped with lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, pickles, onions, jalapeno slices, bit of ketchup and brown mustard, sandwiched between two slices of whole wheat bread. (About 150 calories).
One 2 ounce tilapia fillet, one chicken tenderloin, one cup of green peas/pearl onions/button mushrooms. (250 calories)
One packet of Quaker Cinnamon Weight Control made with filtered water and mixed with a teaspoon of honey (170 calories)
Still haven't had meal five yet, which I'm eating at 3AM (sleep pattern is way off atm), but it'll likely be one cup of Progresso chicken noodle and a few whole wheat crackers (200 calories).
I've also been randomly snacking on imitation crab meat between the meals.
