My knees always make a cracking sound everytime I go down/get back up for squats. It's scaring me, and my legs always get weak after I finish exercising.

Uh, what do I do to make it stop?

I used to wrap my kn33s when i did squats. once you start though you can't stop. find ace bandages. or something of that nature.

Mine do the same, however, after bout the 70kg mark, they stop.

I think there's too much weight for the room to crack, so keep stacking plates I guess:p

Milk + proper form + not putting too much weight on + eccentric training for joint strength = win

also, weak feeling afterwards means your mucsles were taxed during the set, nothing more... it's not good or bad in itself

popping also may be a sign of joint damage or arthritis... if the popping hurts see a doc and take ibuprofen in the meantime... if no pain, then no problem...

my ankle always cracks while walking/going upstairs/sometimes running.
If it doesn't hurt, then its normal.
Its just the liquid moving in and our of your joints.
