Is bread, specificly white bread claiming it has the same nutrients as brown, a fatmaker?

protip: commercial "wheat bread" is pretty much the same as white. there are only two differences:
a) a very negligible difference in flour. they make it with some whole wheat flour. SOME. it is usually less than the amount of enriched white flour they use. also whole wheat and enriched flour aren't very different. people confuse whole wheat with whole grain. whole grain is what is significantly better for you, not whole wheat.
AND
b) they add molasses. seriously.

instead of buying whole wheat bread you should look for whole grain. it is higher in fiber, (most of the time) less processed shit, and higher in protein (most of the time)
or you could try sourdough
iirc sourdough has a very low GI because the yeast uses most of the smaller carbohydrates.

>We discovered when these six grains and legumes are sprouted and combined, an amazing thing happens. A complete protein is created that closely parallels the protein found in milk and eggs. In fact, the protein quality is so high, that it is 84.3% as efficient as the highest recognized source of protein, containing all 9 essential amino acids. There are 18 amino acids present in this unique bread – from all vegetable sources – naturally balanced in nature.
