invest in a cheap set of adjustable dumbells and an ab wheel. make sure you have enough weight that you can make a pair of 5 lb dumbells, a pair of 10, and a pair of 15.
start small. Do supersets ( multiple exercises per set, no breaks between exercises). Start with squatz, deadlifts, dumbell bench press, and your ab wheel. 3 supersets (20 reps per exercise at 5 lbs for set one, 15 reps at 10 for superset 2, and 10 at 15 for the last one). Do you strength workouts every other day, and don't forget about a quick warm up.
add a new exercise each week: bent over rows, then bicep curls, then something for your triceps....you get the idea. Do some research and you find stuff that works for you.
30 minutes of cardio 3 days a week (preferably not on the days you train with weights), and don't forget a full day of rest where you don't workout or do cardio.
hope this helps and doesn't confuse you. good luck!
