If you are asking for us to tell you what to eat, we can't, because we don't know what type of metabolism you have, how large you are, or what type of goals you have. If you care about slight fat gain or not, things like that.
If you are asking what type of foods, we really can't tell you that either. Are you looking at keeping your diet as clean as possible, or are you dirty bulking? Are you even bulking at all?
The whole six meals a day thing is simply used because it keeps your metabolism at such a high rate, which is always a good thing, everyone eats different things.
