Hi /fit/. I'm trying to slim down. I do a lot of cardio but no strength training. I heard that strength training is a must in any good diet plan, so what kind of weight training exercises should I do that will be beneficial for me but will not add any bulk?
So when you slim down to the weight youd like,youre still fat without your clothes on?
