Sup /fit/?I'm not fat but I can see myself starting to get fat and was wondering what types of detoxes you guys had done successfully in the past for a short term boost in energy levels and a long term boost in fitness. Any pointers? Or are detoxes just useless really?Pic sorta related, as Team Fortress 2 might be one of the reasons I'm piling on the pounds.
Detox is shit. Eat alot of cheese one night and take a big dump the next morning. You will clean your colon and do more than any fake craptox diet.
