warm up properly, shoulder rehab is something almost all professional athletes that rely on upper body movement- so basically all of them- have to face at some point in their careers, be it reconstructions, sever pain, limited movement.
learn how to stretch and look after your shoulders before you fuck yourself up even more. I am 100% sure you do not warm up properly for any of the super gay fly/raise shit you do, and as such have probably megafucked your shoulders, and need to go see a specialist.
at best you have a pinched nerve, at worst you have some serious deep ligament damage done due to exercising incorrectly, putting too much strain weakened muscles. This is why people advocate rows and pressing, as opposed to flies and lateral raises- one actually helps prevent injury and has correct range of motion for the joints, the other is a fagtastic exercise which works a specific muscle group.
