I want huge deltoids, what are some good excercises for this? I mean really good that basicly only excercises the deltoid.

Also what muscles primarily used when doing military presses?

Isolation exercises are a practical way to build practical strength that translates to real world situations and are easily superior to compound exercises in that aspect

OP here, whenever I do lateral raises my left shoulder usually " clunks " but it doesn't hurt. But whenever I do alot of deltoid excercising i notice how the " clunks " get more frequent and most of the time I have a real pain in my shoulder the day after. What might be causing this?

Not OP, but relevant to my interests...I posted a picture and everyone said that I needed to work on my shoulders. Is there a difference between overhead presses and military presses? or arnold presses? (I know there's a difference in this one, but it still works my shoulders, right?)

Military press means your feet are together. I personally think it's more dangerous that way, and I feel more GAR when I have my feet about shoulder width apart as in the regular overhead press. Read the stronglifts article on it, good information. Just be sure to start light or you WILL injure yourself. Overhead is one of those lifts where you cannot afford not to have a good technique.
