YO I am skinny as hell, but am bulking up.6'5'' and YES 162 lbs.I lift 2-3x a week sooo im trying to eat a bit more, Im at a college cafeteria, so yea not too hard to eat a lot but man i get a tummyache.Me: "damn i gotta eat more i need 160 gram protien!!"Tummy: oohhh damn thats a lotta shit top process Imma fart all the time and feel ill when you eat a lotMe: damn it tummy imma ask /fit/ wha to do.so i been at like 3000-4000 cals per day. but i get the feeling im overeating, and im rarely hungy. I have metabolism fast as cheetah, so should I like snack hella or what.
