Hey i started lifting a couple months ago and have been keeping it steady, working out 4-5 times a week.

then mother nature had to remind me winter is starting and i got hit with a shit as cold, all in all it took me off my rountine for 2 weeks, and i feel 100% better now, i plan to pick it back up tommorow.

Is there anything i should be aware of after a 2 week pause? Should I go for higher reps at lower weight or something or just stick to my routine?

Also, how much of my strength will i prob. maintain?
