ISOLATION EXERCISE QUESTION Anonymous
In any given isolation exercise, is it more effective to:
A. Do one set of left arm, then one set of right, alternating whole sets
B. Do ~3 sets of left in a row, then ~3 sets of right in a row after that
C. Alternate in the set (1 rep left, 1 rep right, and so on)
D. Do both arms at the same time?

A

Each arm will have more time to rest between sets so you should be able to do more reps/higher weight.

That aside, you could also try not being a faggot and doing compound lifts rather than shitty isolation exercises.

I do more compound than isolation, was just wondering
