Hey there /fit/,
I figure you get a lot of questions, so I don't feel so bad for posting my first one. I never have any energy, and my urine is very thick and dark yellow. I don't do much excersize, but I want to start. What are good foods and drinks to keep my energy levels higher? I mean seriously I can sleep for 16 hours at a time.

I had the same problem. I came down with ADD and started drinking a lot of water.

Also, fruit. Learn to love it.

Go to the doctor. Drink more water. Not soft drinks, water.

What does your diet look like? Can't really help unless we know where we're starting from.
