hey /fit/

i'm working on a building regimen... high reps (18-16-14) for each exercise... what is the optimal time between sets/ exercises?

I try to keep it under three minutes, but damn, i get so winded...

Like, 90 seconds between sets, and you shouldn't need time between your exercises unless it's the same muscle.

The way I was told/have seen is more reps = less rest time, less reps = more rest time.
