Anybody have good exercises for working on a giant swing?

or perchance, ankle conditioning exercises for free running?

giant swing = swinging over the bar in men's gymnastics btw...

If you want to be awesome look into parkour or its sometimes called freestyle running or free running.

I did it for years when I was lighter, now Im over 200 pounds and my shoulders and knees protest too much for me to continue.

I still trick a little bit, but nothing crazy anymore.

My one regret when I started powerlifting was losing some agility, it cant be helped your just too heavy, youll never be as quick as you were.

shame...

I know there's a good video about ankles on DogenTricks. Enjoy.
