Eh, i had a few faves, but i think my all time favorite was the meatball made a certain way. I used the boat cut, where you cut the top off, leaving a bowl shaped bottom. I would fill it with mozzarella, parmesan oregano, green peppers, olives and onions, toast it, then cover that with the meatballs, with a layer of provolone on top. I usually would make it on plain, but a parm and oregano roll would hurt
