Hey guys,

I'm overweight and want to get fit but I dont want to do weight training because I dont want to get big and ripped. Everyone knows that just lifting any amount of weight will result in huge gains and gigantic muscles on a big frame. I dont want that. So I'm not going to use free weights because I don't want to bulk up.

Because its easy to bulk up you know. It doesnt take much effort, you just have to lift weights and wham, 250lbs of shredded man meat.

Seriously fatties. If you want to lose weight, or get definition, the best way to do it is with weight training. You will never accidentally get huge. Women, you will never end up with 18in arms.

It takes a long time and lots of hard fucking work for anyone to pack on muscle, so quit using "bulking up" as some lame fucking excuse to not lift weights. You will not get huge unless you try. Even then, you might not get huge.

So just fucking hit the weights like some of the more knowledgeable people here recommend.
