Higher levels of testosterone = increased performance.
If you're going to do anything where you want to be at your peak performance; like a competition of some sort or a heavy lifting day, don't fap for at least 24 hours beforehand. I think the drop immediately after fapping is more or less recovered in about 12 hours, but better safe than sorry.
