So, according to http://www.bmi-calculator.net/, I have a BMR of 2435.72 and a BMI of 29.7, and I am overweight, not by much.

What do you suggest I do, as far as eating healthily, and exercise?

PS: I'm not doing the Velocity Diet, for 2 reasons: Expenses, and I'm not fat. I'm wanting to put on muscle, and throw off weight as I go.

Anyways. If you eat 5-6 meals a day (insert copypasta) do HIIT (insert copypasta) make healthy food choices 30/30/40 fat/carb/protein (insert copypasta), and lift while giving your muscles adequete time to repair (insert copypasta) you should do fine.
