wow, the proportion of fail to win is astoundingly crappy here. cardio 6-7 days per week, and also weight lifting 3 days per week. for example take 5 x 5 strong lifts, but that doesn't mention anything about cardio( a.k.a. running ).

however I'm a lurking new be so someone could correct me, I only weight lift. But I've read frequently here this, and honestly if I wasn't a lazy fuck, I feel I could run a little every day.

on the other hand, a routine that weight lifts everyday targets muscles very particularly. usually you would be more pro-to do that.
