If you had my body, what would you do first?

Everyone always talks about bulking or cutting, I can't decide which to do. I have no workout routine currently.

You need to bulk before you can cut..

Bulking is when you eat as much as you can, lift as much as you can, and sleep as much as you can, so you put on as much muscle as possible. However, you usually gain some fat with this aswel, so cutting is losing the body fat that you gain during bulking.

don't do TOO much cardio though. It will defeat the purpose of gaining mass. limit it to like 30 minutes per session with 3-4 sessions per week. No longer than 45 minutes. Oh yeah Whey Protein after lifting.

This is all you need for a while.

After you get up to ~ 190 lbs, then ou can tone and cardio.

Eat everything you can in sight. No fast food or pizza or anything, but get like 5000 calories a day. Cheese, ground beef, home made burgers, chicken, eggs, milk, whatever. Read the program there.

I would eat about 4,000 cals per day, including 2.0g/kg of bodyweight in protein. then I would visit stronglifts.com and start following that program religiously for a cycle or two. then I would switch to a different program. also by then I would have ideally visited t-nation.com and gained enough valuable experience from there and in the gym to know what the fuck to do on my own.

sure they've made mice live 2-3 times their expected spans with low cal diets and other adjustments. dosn't mean those extra years are worth living, does it? it also dosn't translate so well to humans, very little testing has been done in the regard of treating aging as a disease that can be cured. I wouldn't base my life on unknowns.
