Hi /fit/,

Skinnyfag here deciding to start bodybuilding, not looking to get xbawks hueg, but put on some muscle. I have no idea about what supplements and vitamins and shit I should be taking. So far, I'm planning on getting whey protein, dextrose, and maltodextrin. What else is good? I also haven't planned out what my diet will be, so any good links on nutrition in general?

tldr: What are good supplements for bodybuilding? What should I eat?

I'm a bodybuilder, so let me advise you: First support your workouts. Assuming money is not an issue, get a nitric oxide powder for before workout, get optimum 100 percent whey for right after workout. Get a multivitamin, and if your skinny trying to put on muscle, lift hard, eat like a motherfucker. Seriously, you have to eat like god damn pac man to put on quality size. Don't worry about what you eat, just try and keep it healthy (Like definitly eat lean meats and such, but don't feel bad about grabbing a double cheeseburger or fries or something like that, just keep it to a minimum).
