Meticulously clean diet consisting of lean poultry, fish, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, and green fibrous veggies 4 or 5 times a day for diet. Zero junk ever. Heavy low volume squats, deadlifts, bench/military press, Olympic variations four times a week followed by 8-10 sets of 40 yard sprints. Do this consistently for three to four months and a ripped body is your prize.
