what exercises should i carry out to build moar pectorial muscles? also what are your stands on taking protein shakes/pills or building muscles through pharmaceutical aids? what are the side effects?

For pecs, I found that chest fly is the best workout. It works your pecs really hard. Also, bench press and decline bench are very good for it too.
