Anybody ever heard of SlimSure weight loss clinics? Good stuff or bad stuff?

hmm you should probably just go to a doctor and have him do a check up and tell you how much you are even allowed to excercise at first....and he'll tell you what to eat....This is what i eat to stay lean i take a pan and spray down a bit of olive oil and take some chicken put a bunch of spices on it (montreal chicken, garlic and herb, salt pepper whatever a bunch of spices they don't have many caloires if any)then you grill it up on a medium temperature until it is a little brown and then flip and let brown 2-3 minutes then take it and add about an inch of water to the pan and pour some franks red hot sauce all over it and some in the water and then cook in the oven for like 20 minutes(depends on thickness cut it in half when you are done to make sure it is done) but anyways this chicken is fool-proof it will always be pretty damn tasty and it is hard to overcook because the water will keep it moist........add some basic vegatables to this like green beans or some steamed

squash/brocolli....my opinon is hot sauce is your friend because it is flavorful and has no calories...I'd say cook up a pound and a half of this chicken and eat it all day long every 2-3 hours....or even more often if you like you can eat ALOT of this chicken and still lose weight.....I don't know if you can eat dry wheat chex cereal but is great for fiber also they have these new fiber one oats and chocolate bars they are pretty good.......if you ever eat something bad for you as soon as you wisen up eat some fiber with it.....you can even punish yourself a bit with fiber(if you overeat fiber it will make you fart like crazy and bloated and not really feel too well) also just try to walk as far as you can for a while and build up to jogging.....breathe through your nose(it is specially designed as an oxygen scoop) trust me jogging will be easy for you once you get into it and get 20 pounds off you probably have quite strong legs from holding your weight up and as you lose weight pressure will be taken off of your lungs and you will be able to breathe
better.....so if you can get through the beginning it will only get easier........I'd also get some caffine/green tea pills too if the doctor says you can take them but i'd be careful i wouldn't take them unless the doc says you can.....
