alright /fit/, as you can see on the left, this is me at 225 pounds. Last summer, I was at a respectable 187 pounds. Yet over the period of 9 months, ive turned from a muscular, fit dude to an officially obese fat fuck. as of last month, ive been doing weight, along with an hour of hard biking, and half an hour of intense running. Ive cut down of sweets, and have been using hydroxycut and NoExplode to supplement my workouts. The problem is, i still can't lose weight? What is /fit/'s method on losing weight? In b4 harpoons and an hero.

I don't drink supplements, I don't use Hydroxycut.
I eat healthy, throw away the soda and chips.
And I run alot.

Its gotta be diet man. Cut out the sweets alltogether, Start counting calories, and keep lurking and reading up about this kinda thing. Also, when you run out of those supps, don't bother getting more. Waste of money for the most part.

OP here, okay sounds good so far..um, no sugars, low carbs, etc etc...i mean, strengthwise, im pretty good...i leg press 600+ pounds 20+reps each, 300 situps daily, half of those with a 50 pound weight strapped to my chest. its very, very frustrating.

Well, breakfast consists usually of a banana or two, the occasional plain bagel with cream cheese, lunch is usually poultry (as i stay away from red meat), either turkey breast or chicken breast, with two rolls...dinner would be pasta with some sort of weird sauce...junk food usually is like, 2 twix bars (couple times a week), bottles and bottles of formula 50 vitamin water (every other dayish), a serious amount of cola (i admit), like, a cookie once a month...of course, this is like, only over the past two months. Before then i was like, red meat every other meal. I would eat like 3 burgers with buns and a big fatass steak for dinner with mashed potatoes O_O

OP here, according to the BMI Calculator that i found on google, i am 29% body fat. HOLY DICK. I can literally grab a fistful of fat that's chilling on my abdomen. Fuck you, fat, fuck you.
