A few gaining Questions.
I am 6'2'' with a shoulder width of 18'' and I walk for 3-4 hours a day at my job. My current weight is 160, I want to hit the 190-200 range and cut off. So here are the questions:
How many extra calories should I include in a diet plan to balance out the time spent walking at work?
How many pounds gained per month/week should I expect?
When should I start worry about any results?
Any recommended links for hard gainers would be appreciated.

First thing, why do you need to walk 3-4 hours a day at your job?

anyway if your bulking right with a good diet and intense lifting expect gains of 1-2 pounds every week.
