Well I ain't exactly a Mr muscle and am for the moment just trying to loose weight. Being at 87kg of mostly flobber, have so far jogged myself down from about 100kg. So hopefully I'm going in the right direction.
Anyway, tried to eat something when I started jogging daily when I just finished a pass, and I couldn't get down as much as half a slice of bread. So I figured that a fruit and some water would have to do for a hour or two.
