sup /fit/. I am male, around 20-22% body fat and 145 lb, and I'd like to lose some fat and just look better without a shirt. My access to any equipment is a barbell and I think 100 lb worth of plates or around there, and a normal bar. For cardio, I could probably run around the neighborhood, though it's getting cold so I could find a treadmill or something. I looked at my diet, and I get about 2000 calories and around 100-110 grams of protein on an average day from food. So, where do I go from here?

I don't really eat any junk food. I eat/drink dairy, love seafood, only eat complex carbs, etc.

i get about 160. it's easier with drinks so start every morning with a fith and go from there.

Yeah, I don't plan on restricting myself that low anymore. I did that last year and did pretty well and lost about 50 lb. There was some muscle lost, though I believe I can gain muscle pretty fast because I measured my lean body mass, and it's the same as it was before.

I did use to just run, run, run. But the weight loss just stopped at one point and after 2 months of running every single day for 45-50 minutes and losing nothing, I just stopped and just felt satisfied with what I had accomplished. But, I really don't like what I look like now, and would like to lose fat and put on have the more fit look.

Jesus christ, I'm 5'4 and that happened to me too. And I'm 138ish pounds and trying to get down to 130. We should start some sort of club or something
