2 sausages and 2 eggs cooked in rice bran oil, black coffeee

one tin salmon and one bowl stewed plums

~500ml natural unsweetend yoghurt

chicken tikka and one apple and one bannana

had an energy drink at the gym

three servings of seafood sexstuff with broccoli and pumpkin.

about 1.5 litres of lime concentrate mixed down with water to rehydrate and get the blood sugar back up.

depending on your exercise regime, i'd say it was far too little.

maintaining a healthy body composition through physical activity and correct diet takes a lot of energy and therefore a lot of food.

you'll loose weight through caloric deficit on that diet i imagine. but that's not the healthiest and most sustainable way to do it.

of course, this is just anon's opinion. do with it what you will.
