what does /fit/ think of this meal plan?
i am trying to lose as much weight as i possibly can by the beginning of june. i am male 5'10, a little pudgy, but nothing too bad.

meal plan:
breakfast: bowl of oatmeal
meal1: tuna sandwich (wheat and veggies inside)
meal2: a pile of celery and/or carrots and/or lettuce
meal3: various; whatever i feel like making, but on the healthy side
meal4: can of veggies (peas/corn/beans)
meal5: celery snack

in addition, 1 whey protein drink a day along with cardio 5 days a week + weightlifting 2-3 days a week

And it was funnier with the Kermit pic next to the phrase "bowl of oatmeal" for some reason

If I had to stick to that meal plan... I'd just give up. Jesus man! If you want good healthy meal plans, look at the Abs diet.

No amount of weightlifting will stop the catabolization of muscle that your shitty diet will cause.

You should have lean protein in every meal, not twice a fucking day.

And a celery stick is not a fucking meal.

Don't follow a certain diet plan, everyones genetic makeup and metabolism is different. Also something called the "The Abs Diet" sounds like something put together to snare thirty year old business men.

Learn the basis of nutrition and create your own diet. No one can tell you how your body works.

Well, I can tell you that your current diet plan is inferior to most African negroes.
