ITT: Success stories!

Hi /fit/! A couple months ago I noticed I had a pot belly going on. I was sick of gaining extra weight that just crept up on me. So after reading these boards and getting me pumped, I finally decided to do something about it. So, after a thorough combination of watching what I ate, putting myself on a regular exercise routine, and sticking my finger down my throat several times a day, I was able to lose 30 pounds in 2 weeks! Thanks for the inspiration guys

I lost 130 lbs over the course of 2 years, gaining around 20 lbs of muscle in the process.

Next goal: another 20-30 lbs of lean mass, then shoot for 3% bodyfat.

it gives bad breath, eats away tooth enamel, can cause ulcers in later life, fucks up your digestive system, and unless you keep it up, that weight is going straight back on as soon as you stop.
