Hey /fit/, question, what's my body trying to tell me when I feel sick after a workout (weight lifting) and I don't feel like eating? It's happened for the first time the last two days... is it because my body needs a certain type of food at that time or am I just over training or is it normal?

You are seeing Pukie the clown. That is good. Also, you'll feel better if you get some carbs into your body 30 minutes to an hour after exercise. Maybe like drink half a sports drink
