I just started to decrease my caloric intake and am going to the gym 4 times a week. I'm trying to cut back on cals somewhat, and wanted to see if this is a good snack?

27 plain almonds, 1/4 cup of sunflower seeds.
360 calories
33g fat
3g sat fat/no trans
no choles/sodium
210mg Potassium
11g carbs
5g fiber
13g protein

Any help on what are good snacks would be appreciated. <3

Rock on with the lack of sodium.

I've been having a stick of string cheese for snacks, too. Sometimes after a handful of almonds, since it gets the nutty bits out of my teeth >_>

How many meals are you having, though? Meals+snacks, I guess.

I get my sodium from other sources. I can easily say I get 500mg daily. I have breakfast at ~8:30, snack at 11, lunch at 2:30ish, then I go work out at 5:30, eat my banana and protein drink, and then a snack around 7ish. So 5 altogether. <3
