shock diet, or a detox thing, i'm down for it.

i run 4km every morning weekdays, then do 10 minute of interval [20 sec of hill run up, then 25 sec of walk down]. i do weight lifting every two days.

How do i still have stomach fat? i used to be a fatass up until 5 months ago. So far, i've had a good diet and a good work out schedule. but slow and steady aint working anymore. i need to get laid -.-

shock diet:
a small bowl of cereal in the morning
something healthy and fat free for lunch like pasta or rice or whatever the fuck you want actually just keep it reasonable
and for the rst of the a apple or two
you probably can't keep your exercise up with this but loose weight

If you can stick to this, it'll work, but only really reccomend it for superfatties and do exercise hard as you do it or you'll end up with loose skin.

i need to lose weight in three weeks and kick the tummy because im meeting the damn gf then.

i dont eat much, but hell, i used to have breakfasts at mcdonalds. just not anymore. i cant even remember the last time i ate; sugar, bread, salt, fries, any form of trans fat at all. all i eat is fruits, cucumbers, soup, nuts, chicken, more soup and drink gallons of water and green tea. yes, in a few months i'll look crazy good but i unfortunately dont have that much time

i was thinking i'd cut anything that is hard and only consume fluids. chop veggies into pieces and drink the juice.

thanks, i used to train two hours a day every day when i was going to gym. thing is, i got fat last year so quickly that i just realized i looked horrible.

my diet is like as i stated above. for two months i sticked with a list from a professional, i paid fucking money to that. but i sat down and researched and figured what i should, what not, what can be mixed with what and so on, so i kinda drew my own table.

i know all about nutritions. i just need a real quick solution.

i would never do it if i didnt have to. i'll probably gain all the pounds back and it'll be harder to lose them again so people, dont do it. Stick with reasonable , healthy, balanced diets.

i just count calories, (bmr+calories burned during workout)-300 = how much i eat daily. obviously still avoiding fried foods and shit that's blatantly unhealthy. i'm not starving myself at all and i'm still losing weight. hell i let myself go every sunday, i don't work out that day and i eat 2300 cals easily.

maybe i just shouldnt temper with it, do a short detox and get back to my diet.
