I was doing squats today and for some reason I had to drop the weight. I worked out a little later than I do regularly and I didnt take my fishoil+multivitamin but what else can be the reason? I'm only just started the stronglifts program. I was mad at myself for fucking up on SQUATS for the first time.

don't worry if your weight drops down a little on one workout. its nothing to worry bout, just hit it hard on your next workout and make up for it
