5'7" 125-130 lbs. Been working out for 1.5 years.

Want to get to 1140-150. Was 110 before i started So i'm not prone to keeping weight on. I lose it easily. Doctor said 140ish is the highest i could probably get with a good bit of effort with out being on a Nazi schedule. i'd be happy with that.

Breakfast is Eggs, A bagel, bacon, and a fruit shake thing. Like 500 calories.

Lunch is either Jack in the box if i go out with friends, or A sandwich at home or left overs and snacks. 500-800 calories.

dinner is whatever my mom makes. usually fish, steak, pasta etc... guessing 600-800 calories.

Probably 500-800 more in soda and snacks every day. And 1200 in protein shakes on a work out day. Cytogainer.

I'm full all day. have a small apetite.

Don't buy weight gainers because they are cheap sugars. Get whey for the money and add oats and peanut butter in your morning shakes. Take creatine mono for 4-6 weeks and lots of water. This way you will be able to do more than 3 sets and grow more. Also don't do deadlifts every week do lots of squats.

And your training split is confusing, could you explain in m\t\w\t\f\s\su form?

As for diet, breakfast that I dig, and is relatively easy is if you make 6 eggs, get 6 pieces of toast and make 6 pieces of bacon.

That's 3 sandwiches with 2 pieces of bacon and 2 eggs in 'em, throw some BBQ sauce in for awesome, doesn't take long.

then you'd have a snack before lunch, something little like an apple, a banana and 2 peanut butter sandwiches

then for lunch, a sandwich that is 500-800 calories is awesome, and must be full of awesome shit, I'm assuming it's more like a footlong style thing, otherwise if it's normal bread sandwich, have 2\3 of them

THEN you have a preworkout snack, which would be, and this is one I like, 1 banana, 2 tbs of peanut butter and 500ml of milk, in a blender, mix it, skull it, workout 30-45 minutes later once the pain in your stomach has gone.

After workout, have your shake. (Dunno how you got a 1,200 calorie one, once again your servings must be monstrous)

then at dinner, have more than like 1 piece of fish and salad, have 2\3 fillets of fish, some salad and a side of potatoes\rice.

THEN you might really build some strength and size.

Also if you are small and eat no more than a 15 year old than having meals in liquid form does little. Not a good way to try an increase your appetite.

Don't put on the weight or try to put it on extremely fast... XD eat maybe a little bit more calories then you burn regulary. It'll take a while but you'll get there.

Cut the soda, that shit just isn't worth it, and if you got tojack in the box just get a Burger or Grilled Chicken sandwhich, NO FRIES. Also you can add soma good calories (complex carbs) by grinding/blending oatmeal and drinking it with your protein.
