Six months after I had my gallbladder removed, I started having violent shitting attacks. No joke. Without bile, you can't digest really greasy meals ever again. You will soon learn to avoid any "shiney" foods, as the oils or grease will pass from your mouth to your ass so quickly, you'll wonder if it ever hit your stomach. It sucks. There's no solution other than to (a) eat healthy or (b) eat whatever you want but NEVER drink anything with your meals. If you're dehydrated, your body will suck the moisture out of your stool before you explode a big sticky bomb in the toilet.
