Hey /fit/,

I am finally going to get off my lazy butt and start running for 1 hour in the morning and at night. This will be for 1-2weeks. Then I will increase running time to 2 hours. Seem good?

When it comes to burning fat, distance > time

Do interval training. Sprint for 30 seconds then jog for a minute. Repeat. Keep alternating your speed like this. 30 minutes, every day if you can, will be sufficient. Running any longer than that is not recommended.
