A year and a half ago I was struggling with getting my ass to the gym once a week, eating frozen pizzas for lunch etc. Now I feel weird if I don't go at least 3 times a week, I eat veggies and greens at least once a day, and oatmeal for every morning. But like said, it was a super gradual process. Just don't make yourself change overnight OP, the pressure will get to you.
Studying at decent times is the next step. :(
