Yo, /fit/. Chick with 37-28-40, 5'8" here.

I wan to lose weight and get fitter because I've hit up some flab over winter. Problem is, I'm probably gonna lose my tits in the process because of my pear/spoon shape. In recompense, I want to make my butt look good.

trufax, now.. OP... I dont have a clue about the arse... but if you want to retain some breast size I believe working on your chest muscles while losing weight perks them up, and makes them look larger, perhaps something to think about/look into.

Any movement that is getting your knees to move upwards will work your ass. Running hills, stairclimbers, step ups, sprints, etc.
