sup /fit/i was just about to do my workout (300 sit ups,250 push ups,shadowboxing,etc etc)but im freaking sore..(i also do 20-40 mins of cardio 6x a week)question - is it bad to workout when sore and do i just man up and keep going..
Learn to stretch after a small warm up, and then fully stretch AFTER you work out.
