yes you are, basic eating plan:
3 eggs on toast (fried\poached, whatever) make sure you butter your toast thickly. glass of milk (throw in a scoop of chocolate stuff if you're so inclined) and a banana.
Snack 1 1 chicken wrap (chicken, mountain bread, lettuce and mayonaise)
lunch: 2 grilled chicken breasts, some broccoli with lemon and some carrot sticks
snack 2: 2 lamb chops and a ham +cheese sandwich
snack 3: 2 eggs on toast, more butter:P
dinner: 400g of bbq beef 2 sausages in bread
supper: 300g of cottage cheese that would be a very very good day, if you could eat like that.
