>>1303 Start when you get up. You have two options, eat a decent breakfast or squeeze a quick workout in and then have a decent breakfast. Go with how you feel and how hungry you are. Then eat a sensible meal every few hours. Look at how your schedule is and how hungry you are. I'd say if you can get a meal or healthy snack in about every four hours you should be pretty good.
If you can manage to do something like a medium breakfast, small snack, lunch, mid-afternoon snack, dinner, evening snack then you should be able to keep your energy pretty even throughout the day. Don't make any of the meals super huge, you don't want to eat until you are entirely full, go for a regular amount that will give you enough energy for what you are doing.
Like I said earlier, look for someplace that can offer you a good meal at times when your schedule permits it, and if you can get to a grocery and pick up some fruit or healthy type snack foods then you should be okay. Read the labels and find healthy foods that you'll enjoy.
Also exercise, full body to start and lose the bits of fat that you do have, and then focus on the parts you want to improve and you should see your abs like you want.
