Thanks.

My fridge broke down, can't get it repaired for two weeks. I'm going to have to eat lunch out every day.

Unless /fit/ has any tips for me.

Yeah, the burrito wrap alone has a ton of fat and sodium. I usually get the bowl but I'm probably going to stop going there at all since I'm trying to lose some major weight.

fruits and vegetables can last a while outside of the fridge.

At McDonalds just don't get fries/soft drink. If you just get like a chicken sandwich and a burger off the dollar menu it's not nearly as bad for you, but still a lot of sat fat and simple carbs, they add sugar to the buns to make them more om nom nom.

At Chipotle get the fajita bowl, shit is actually real good for you. And don't puss out on the spiciness, capsaicin is also real good for you.

Don't know wtf panera/jerry's are.

why would you eat lunch at starbucks? If you mean coffee, just get black coffee or an americano like somebody said.

I believe Jerry's is a build-your-burger place.

Eat anything there. Just make sure you don't eat the buns. All the protein and fat you need.

Chipotle stuff is the healthiest i think

McDonald's - Aforementioned chicken salad with low-fat dressing. Grilled McChicken is decent, fore-go any mayo. Water.

Chipotle's - None around here.

Panera - I'm a big fan of their Italian sandwich (don't know specific name), get unsweetened tea or water.

Starbucks - I don't get anything from Starbucks ever.

Jerry's - None around here.

Can't blame you for not reading the thread, but so I'll just tell you: My fridge broke down. It's going to be un-serviced for about two weeks, so I can't store any vegetables in my house for very long. Otherwise I would bring food in, I even have those plastic ice packs you can freeze, but the problem is I have nowhere to freeze them in.

That man is smart.

DO THAT!

McDonalds - chicken salad, low fat dressing, water
Chipotle's - chicken bowl (x2 chicken), lettuce, avacado
Panera - yuck, avoid this place (Too many bad carbs) but if you must get a turkey sandwich 2x turkey and put all of the turkey between 2 slices of whole wheat bread. Eat the apple and get water
Starbucks - black coffee with skim milk.. your looking at about 25 calories
Jerry's - never heard of this place

That still doesn't explain why you're only going to fast food franchises.

Water. That's about it. Everything else is processed rubbish. Try packing a lunch.

Starbucks water or americano (iced or hot)
The falafel flatbread is pretty good.
I dont know about the other piece of shit places because I never visit them.

Are these really your only options? There's gotta be more variety than that. Can't find a Subway? Quiznos? local deli?

Chipotle:

Chicken salad:

- Chicken (ask for extra)

- NO rice
- Black beans
- Fajita
- Guacamole
- Choice of mild/medium/hot sauce or all of them

Enjoy.

I can't bare to go to the others you suggested.

Don't use the raw sewage they try to pass off as salad dressing, though. Not only does it taste bad, but it probably has literal metric fuckton of salt.

PS: I think you forgot about the 14 bananas you have to eat afterwards to have enough potassium to counteract all that salt you just ingested.

i've heard good things about the new healthy starbucks frappucino alternative. and not like mainstream media "starbucks is healthy nao!!!!111!!!", but like, actual approval from reputable sources.
