Lift weights and do cardio, but do them until your muscles are fatigued and your heart-rate is elevated like a motherfucker. It will hurt, it will be difficult, and you will want it to stop. But guess what, it WILL NOT get any better, it WILL NOT get any easier, but you will ALWAYS want it to stop. You just keep on going, keep lifting, keep running. If you stop, then hey, the world needs fatties too. If you cop-out, the world needs losers too. If you keep going at the same speed and same weight and never increase, hey the world needs faggots too. So before you lay your sob story on us about how you want to drop 70lbs. before school starts in 2 weeks try and see if you are up for it. Go lift weights/run for a while until it hurts. If you want to lift heavier, or run longer/faster then I say welcome to /fit/. Please stay a while and drink in the knowledge from other fit people.
