/fit/... I have two vaguely related questions. Perhaps someone can help me.First, I have been lifting for nearly a year, but my strength gains seem to have stalled with many lifts. My muscle mass is still increasing, but in some exercises I have actually gotten worse. Generally, I work out 4 times a week and train different muscle groups each day. I almost invariably perform three sets of 10 for each lift. Anyone have some advice as to whether this is normal or what else I could try to increase my strength?Second, I can't do a pullup. I train on assisted pullup machine, but I never seem to improve much. Has anyone else had this problem or does anyone have suggestions?I already have ideas as to what to do for both of these, so inb4 google, but I figured I would try asking anyways.
