you don't look 265 in the before, more like 180s.
regardless you might inspire some other fattytans here, and i realize you want to show your new body off or whatever. so with that in mind.
lack of energy- comes from: a) lack of sufficient sleep b) poor quality of sleep c) no or little breakfast (it should be your BIGGEST meal) d) limited caloric intake
let's use some logic, currently: 1 barely eat 2 have no energy, watch our muscles catabolise and w e become skinny fat
alternatively: 1 eat more 2 have energy to exercise and work off fat, gain lean muscle and a non droopy butt
as an exercise: I really like hanging leg raises- you hang on a chinup bar, and bring your legs up as much as you can- try to be strict as oppose to swinging them up. You will find it difficult to hang on at the start- but over time your grip will improve naturally. Just keep at it- say 10mins a day of hanging leg raises, do alternate legs, both legs, hanging knee raises etc
it helps- stretch your shoulder girdle and posture - strengthen your arms, grip - strengthen your abdominal muscles, all of them
whilst you may have never been over 2bills it looks like you could easily squat it. congrats on junk in the trunk and good luck.
