That's part of the reason I didn't eat and why I worked out so late. I had a small breakfast today...Bowl of cheerios...Followed by large bowl of pasta for lunch and some yogurt and a glass of milk...had some almonds for a snack...Then dinner, my grandparents are in town so we went to chili's. I got a chicken, mashed potatoes, and cinnamon apples....It was not a small meal. We finished at 8:30 so I started my workout at 9:30.
