sup /fit/, I have a problem. I sweat. Badly. I've been able to hide it by wearing clothes that don't show and using deodorant to mask it. Anti-transpirant doesn't seem to work, I believe I've tried over 10 different brands :/. I was wondering if there is a more 'natural' way to stop this from happening like eating certain foods, stop eating certain foods, drinking more/less, whatever, I'm becoming pretty desperate.

How heavy are you?

Do you get nervous easily?

I have the same problem, but mine is more of a side-effect related to medication I take.

>If your body tends to produce excessive perspiration, then you should generally try to avoid coffee, tea, alcoholic drinks and spicy foods, in particular. All of these stimulate the production of sweat.

I've heard there are prescription anti-perspirants out there...

Part of it can be what kind of clothing you wear. Unfortunately some people are stuck with wearing certain kinds. For example that dress shirt in the op is horribly confining with no air circulation, so your body will sweat as an attempt to keep cool. Try wearing looser clothing.

Thanks for the link, I googled a bit but didn't find much help and considering the new boards were here I figured I could get some help from you guys.

I'll try to get that, does the doctor have any kind of specifications for giving out prescriptions, or do they just see that my shirt is soaked and just hand them out?

I know about this, I usually wear loose clothing, but the sweating doesn't stop.
