Anon delivers your answer, get ready to take notes.
Whenever you're finished w/ your little study sessions, walk. Walk for 30 minutes everyday. Do this for a week. Adding 5 min every week, work yourself up to 60 of walking. You're now ready to jog.
Find the school track and jog for 30 minutes, it's hard in the beginning but do your best NOT to stop. Once you have 30 minutes of jogging down, move it up by 5 mins/wk until you have your 60 min jog.
After that, do this M-F. RUN for 30 min after pushups/situps. Pushups & Situps 1st Week: 10 sets of 10 2nd: 9 of 13 3rd: 8 of 15 4th: 7 of 17 5th: 6 of 20 6th: 5 of 20 7th: 4 of 25 8th: 3 of 30 9th: 2 of 50 10th: 1 of MAX
At best, that's 24 weeks of workouts. If you manage to accomplish all of this, go somewhere and get your bf% checked. If you have to lower it moar, then do so. Otherwise, you're ready for weightlifting, HIIT, or whatever else you want to tackle.
The only other advice I can give you is EAT CLEAN and GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME.
