I don't recommend working out until you throw up. That's a poor training method, and is likely to result in injury if you're not careful. Better to do two workouts that day than to kill yourself on the first one.

Didn't throw up since I hadn't eaten in a while. I dry heaved though. I thought "15 minutes.. how hard can that be?" I only made it to 10 unfortunately, alternating jogging with sprinting. I also can't un-feel like shit. I don't really want to do anything else now.
I did like it though. It was hard, but it was fun in a way because it was so intense. You get to see how hard you can push yourself in a short amount of time.

Keep doing it, it gets easier.

Much easier.

However, for every new circuit you add, it feels like it gets exponentially harder.
