You can get pretty far with bodyweight pull/chinups, pushups, dips, squats and lunges.

Do body-weight exercises (push ups, pull ups, chin ups, dips, squats, etc). Do cardio. Eat a lot of protein and not a lot of carbs (shoot for no more than 100g of carbs a day, try to make them slow-digesting carbs (whole grain), eat them early in the day). Eat ONLY 200 or 300 calories under your daily requirement (if you need to eat 2,000 calories a day, eat 1,700 or 1,800), DO NOT eat any less than that. Alternate exercises every other day so that muscle groups have time to recover.

There, I just helped you a lot, now post your tits.

i'm a health writer for Ford Model magazine and truth be told, cardio is not the most effecent way to get to that "ideal body size". Most models end up doing activities called HIIT or Hight intensity internval workouts. They burn fat and work much more efficently then just straight out cardio. HIIT usually involves intervals of running at top speeds and jogging. There are plenty of other HIIT workouts available on the internet.

Do HIIT training every other day (basically running for 30 seconds then jogging for 30 seconds, repeat for 15 minutes or until fatigued but no longer than 15 minutes), you'll need to eat 2000 calories a day if you do, days in between doing HIIT you can do this: http://www.trainforstrength.com/workout1.shtml
