sup /fit/. Since finding out that turkey breast is like 1 gram = 1 calorie, I decided to make myself some for lunch (I want to mix up what I eat, since I heard that eating different foods makes your metabolism less lazy, which it has been the past few days). But... What do I put between it? All I have right now is two slices of wheat bread and the turkey.

I'm interested too actually. I usually only just put mustard and turkey between two slices of wheat.

Lunch meat turkey is shit. Turkey rolls are decent. And the best turkey is the one you eat for thanksgiving. Buy a turkey like that, cook it, and enjoy it, my leftovers last for at least two weeks.

thats the thing, see how deli turkey is so much more convenient, who the fuck wants to put a turkey in their fridge and also, its not like youre gonna eat the entire thing, so its gonna be sitting there..there gotta be a better way to eat lean turkey without buying a fuckin gobbler turkey

A turkey roll is a good in between then. The brand escapes me at the moment, but its like a small log, made out of only turkey meat. Its lean, and its pretty juicy.
