stupid fucking question /fit/

I recently started taking whey protein and doing 5 sets of one armed curls and five sets of curls with a two-handed bar.. question is, would taking about 80g of protein with it be too much, and with such a light lifting routine would it be safe to do twice daily, or should i stick with doing it once daily?

i would like to do more but that's the only equipment i have at the moment and i can't go to the gym because i recently lost my driver's license.

10\10 troll, I went to actually answer the question before i realised.

Don't do that much protein all at once.

If it's just whey, do a scoop before and after workout. Try to consume it within 30 minutes of training

now that i think of it, that much whey does seem unreasonable, but is it okay to do the sets twice daily or should i stick with only once a day?

Take as much protein as you can digest, but for the love of god, change your fucking program.

All those curls are why you're a troll, even if you don't know it.

I would if it could! but I have no other equipment! i could also incorporate push-ups too, but that's all i can do with what i have.

any other suggestions for equipment i can fit in a tiny ass room would be cool too, or exercises i could do without equipment.

as i've said before, i have no license so the gym is out of the question and i have absolutely no room in my house whatsoever for any equipment like a bench or something like that. maybe suggest something i could do with the dumbells other than curls? like something that works triceps too?

i know i'm a fucking idiot. but i am trying to improve.

someone told me that you can only eat like 40g protein within every few hrs

The two handed bar you do curls with is enough for an entire excercise regimen.

With a two handed bar you can bench press, curls, french curls, deadlift, squat, lunge, military press, there are quite a few excercises you can perform with a two handed bar.

My advice is to look up a far more credible/ helpful source of information than 4chan, if you have the funds buy a book. I recommend the Men's Health Hard Body plan.

Pic is of aforementioned book.

You said you've got a bar and dumbells, or are you curling random shit?

And whatever you're curling, start cleaning, pressing, snatching, shrugging, deadlifting, front squatting, overhead squatting, floor pressing, lying tricep extensionizing (hehe), rowing the list goes on and on and on

As for the protein question take as much as you want, you wont use much seeing it'll just being going to biceps...

As for the lifting routine, because it is small, you cuold do it twice\three times a day, but because the muscle you're targetting is equally tiny, I'd suggest doing it every second day to give them a bit more of a chance to recover, and inbetween, learn some real exercises and start doing them.

my bar looks like this, it's not a straight bar. i don't know if i'll be able to do any of those things with it.

Oh, one more thing I forgot about.

You can eat the entire tub of protein in one go and it won't matter. Whatever your body doesn't use it will turn into fat. So eat what you'll use, or you'll develop fat instead of muscle.

Yes you can, easily. It all matters where you're positioning the weight. Make sure you don't hurt yourself, but if it's in a steady position in an area to target a specific muscle group, you can do it just fine.

Dude you can eat over 450% of the daily recommended dosage of protein. As long as you drink plenty of water.
