Hi guys/girls! I'm having a tiny problem..

The thing is that I have to get up to work in 1h (02.30 in the morning), And I haven't prepared myself by sleeping in the afternoon, and im really tired atm. What should I do? I already feel dizzy and slow.

And I cant pass this shift, their relying on me and I have to be there no matter what. So I wonder if there is anything I could do that boost me up and make me feel fresh, except for coffee and tea, my stomach cant handle that - I'll just get diarrhea =(

HELP ME OUT!

How long is the shift?

If the work is hard/compicated, then there is a high chance you will make it without even being tired (however you WILL fucking feel it after)

If you are pulling security, or some other sit-and-watch gig, than:

Plenty of water.
Loud music.
It's bad, but stick to starches and sugars, as eating meats will make you more tired.

The shift is only 6h. I thought I could boost up the system up a bit by doing some pushups or some situps, but again it may just do me more tired..

Im not allowed to listen to music, and the job isnt sitting or monitoring stuff.

Stop staying up when you should be sleeping. Christ nigger. I go to bed at 10-11 PM because I work in the morning. I might miss some 4chan threads or some shit.

Tough it out son. Plenty of people go to work after sleeping 3-4 hours with a hangover and survive. It'll be hellist, but you'll live. This sort of shit is what makes you a man--a boy bitches out, a man toughs it out.

If you can manage, it try and take a 15 minute nap. It's proven naps, in certain increments, make you feel energized.
