6'3" 243 pounds. 18 y/o. I'm still in HS and I have a brother and sister that eat like shit so my parents accomidate them more-so than me. I work a shit cashier job at Walmart so I don't make enough to 100% cover my own eating bill. Who can I buy that'll be healthy, help me lose weight and be cheap? I got about 50 bux a week to spend towards it.

Um...rice is pretty cheap.

Building muscle too. So what could I add to rice that'd set me in gear?

Oh, start running fatty.

You're going to have to do a lot of food preparation and cook for yourself.
Fruits
Vegebales
Rice
Oatmeal
Bread
Pasta
Chicken
Cow
This really comes down to what you want out of your body how good of a cook you are and what foods you can stand.

Oatmeal: $2.00
Water: Free
Skim Milk: $2-4
Produce: $15
Eggs: $2-3x2
Canned Tuna: $.50
Chicken: $5-10

That should take care of ya for at least two weeks. Might be bland, but decide if it's worth it for you or not.

>Skim Milk
Whole milk only.

Some of us don't like drinking cream-tasting crap.

Whatever, it's a personal fucking taste. Do what you want.

It's still possible to eat on the cheap.

get one of those XBOX HUEG bags of frozen veggies for like 5 bucks and add some of it to rice, maybe with an egg or some kind of meat if you like.

this is one of the cheapest meals i've ever had, and it's healthy so i eat it nearly every day. pretty quick too, if you use instant rice

That's fucking bullshit. Personal taste? I personally prefer a juicy hamburger covered in tons of cheese and like eight strips of bacon, but does that mean I eat them daily? No.

Whole milk is fattier than skim milk. It has no place in the diet of someone who is seriously looking to lose weight. Period.
