1.) squat, and let yourself start fall backwards a little. At that moment, you use your legs and arms to jump upwards.
2.) just before you have reached the apex of your leap, tuck your knees quickly up to your chest. This what makes you rotate at the peak of your jump. Dont bring your chest down, bring your knees up.
Do it a million times into a swimming pool until you can confidently do it and have a real sense of where you are in the air, especially after the turn on the way down.
