how does /fit/ prevent side aches. I get them when I do sprints for football. I'm not in bad shape either, the fastest lineman on my team and around 198 lbs. I'm a junior in highschool.

warmup... don't eat anything substantial within 2 hours of game, practice, w/e... also don't chug liquids once you are exercising... a swallow isn't bad but 8 swallows in a row could give cramps
