I hurt my groin doing SQUATZ last week, no doubt through improper form as I'm new to working out and still trying to learn the workouts correctly

For the last few days whenever I practice my squat form the inside of my groin hurts when I squat down, regardless of if I have any weight on my back or not. It's a dull aching pain, sort of like when you try to stretch a muscle too far or something.

tl;dr should I work through my injury or should I stop doing squats for a while and wait until my groin heals?
