hey all, i only have dumbells and an all in one multi gym (cables pulldown, bench, cable curl etc).Using these how can i increase my rear delts? the ones at the front and side seem to be coming along nicely but very little behind.I'm doing shoulder press, shrugs and whatever it's called when you lift a dumbbell at arms length to the side.what should i add to this routine?
Pull-ups.
