/fit/, how much cardio do you think it'd take to get rid of this? Like, a guestimate of how many weeks I'd have to jog every day, diet, how much I should exercise every day, etc etc etc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Also, don't jog everyday. 3 times a week max. You need to recover, not overdo it, to see good gains. If you run everyday then you're more likely to be catabolizing.
