Moderate cardio for extended amounts of time reduces overall excess fat, correct? Man tits are a turn off. If shorter bursts of high energy running is more effective, let me know.

I do both.

But long distance HITT is very effective as well, its just the most painful type of running.

3 miles and 5k at breakneck pace at just as good as 800's and 1600's (meters).
