Velocity Diet!

I wanted to give this a shot, but first I need to know how much money it's going to take to get started? I'll have a hundred extra dollars this weekend. How much does the velocity diet cost?

You must be a girl, because you can't do math. Amirite? Amirite? And because you've got a big, lazy, weeping vagin-a, you big pussy.

The fucking plan has everything laid out for you. Figure how many pills you need each day and go to an online supplement store and see how much a bottle costs.

Do the same thing with the other supplements. For fuck's sake.

Better yet, if you're too fucking lazy to do that little work and preparation on your own, you won't be able to handle Velocity, so don't do it.

There. I saved you the money. Take the $100 and go to Wendy, fatso.

Is this some kind of diet where you try to eat pills instead of food?

Because not only does that sound incredibly lame, you'll probably cause a lot of health problems.

something like that. replace meals with protein shakes, and raw flax seed supplements, take a bunch of stimulants to try and tweak your metabolism higher and then exercise like crazy.

does it work? i did a modified version of it and yes it worked. that said i would not recommend Velocity to anyone who:

* is not already in a dedicated fitness program
* does not have a core amount of muscle already built up
* has had a few years of experience taking various supplements

In other words, my opinion is that it's for experienced weightlifters as a type of contest prep. these are people who know their body and how to change it.

Velocity is not for:
* fatties
* long term use
* "skinny-fat" people who have no underlying muscle; if you "just wanna get toned", stay the fuck away from velocity
* first time dieters
* yo-yo and or crash dieters
* people on various medications
* boozers/tweakers
* people who have less than 2 years continuous experience with creatine, whey, lo/no-carb diets, thermogenic compounds etc.
* 98% of /fit/

seriously. there is a lot of pain that goes along with this. there are horrible cravings. despite all the fiber supplements, there is terrible diarrhea, joint pain, cramping, gas and feeling really fucked up and generally shitty.

if you think you are in the 2% that velocity would work for, then you are not in the 2% that velocity works for.
