All right /fit/, I need some halp.

I'm 16, 5'11 and 153-4 lbs. A healthy weight, I believe. But I have a serious problem that haunts me in my sleep.

FUCKING LOVE HANDLES.

So my question to you, /fit/, is how does one remove them? Pics/video links, etc, would be VERY helpful, as I already have good abs, I just need less love handle.

What would be the recommended form of cardio? I already swim twice a weak for about an hour or so, have a decent diet, and weightlift. With that said, you think they'll deplete...eventually?

I got the same problem man.

I am trying to increase muscle though, so I have to eat alot. I do eat healthy though.

Will this be counter productive to getting rid of the love handles?
