how long does it take too see improvements from cardio? say if i can run for 10 min how long would it take to be able to run for 30. running everyday(or other exercises. and what would be the fastest method to improve endurance?

The only way to increase endurance of a certain exercise is to keep doing that exercise.

what a ballpark, i have no idea, like a month?, im sorta thin and built now but its all from weight training iv never done any cardio that why i have no idea, its not like im fat and lose my breath after walking up stairs

why don't you try it?
if you're healthy it shouldn't take more than a couple of weeks

Build up your running starting with what you can. Each time go a little further. Should take a couple weeks top going 5 days a week.
