When I do situps, my tailbone or end of my spine or whatever always hurts as it comes in contact with the floor. What to do?
lol do some exercises to build muscle in your back, and put on a little weight so your not so thin that your spine hits the floor.

k well then if its not that your to thin, just do your ab drills on a softer surface. just buy a styrofoam mat or something comfortable like that to do em on.
>>98888I tried using a pillow and folded blanket and junk, no sucess. At my friend's house there's a big foamy gymnastic mat thats about 4 inches thick and that sucked too.
Get an ab mat or exercise ball. They're quite cheap.
You probably have a little bit of scoliosis. Mine hurts like all hell because of mine.
