Current goals: greater explosiveness, technique, and all-around ass-kickingness.
Kickboxing 3x per week, along with lots of BW, plyo and anaerobic conditioning.

I've always worked out in my life either it's been from sports in middle school/ High school or just for personal gain, thought I took sometime off and I had to quit my job at the gym for school I start working out again next week.

my goal is to get RIPPED. lost over 30 lbs (from 190 to 155) now I'm bulking for a bit before I cut again.

5-8 reps, 3-4 sets, depends how I feel my form is doing.

mostly upper body work, leg stuff is bad for your knees
monday - chest, back, abs and arms
wednesday - shoulders, abs and arms
friday - i completely kill my arms, preacher curls, kickbacks, you name it i do it, and some more ab work.
