Would smoking weed increase my appetite enough to let me gain muscle?

I have a chicks appetite. I feel full at 2500 calories a day or so. I puke if i try to eat more.

I've never smoked, but it supposedly makes you hungry. Would it allow me to eat enough to get calories for muscle? or would it speed up my metabolism enough to make me lose weight instead.

I can talk from experience, I have the same problem. I can go on one meal a day and not even be hungry. But when I smoke i eat anything I can get my hands on. I haven't tried it to increase muscle, but I do believe it would help your appetite.

best way is to eat more often and by being active exercise to use all that food as it comes in.

so eat ever 3-4 hours five to six meals.

if your just starting lifting and are skinny you probably won't need over 9000 calories anyway. Thats once you get huge and want to get bigger, follow your instincts

How is 2,500 calories a chick's appetite? That's actually quite a bit of food.

I'm about 200 pounds and I don't even eat that much and my diet does not cause weight loss or weight gain. I maintain with about 1800 calories per day while jogging two or three miles a day.

For muscle gain, the amount of calories is not nearly as important as the quality of calories. Gaining muscle is about dedicated lifting EVERY SINGLE DAY, not trying to eat a lot.

And weed will:

Make you lethargic during and after highs.

Lower your testosterone, making it HARDER to build muscle.

Fuck up your chances of getting a good job that does proper weed tests (hair follicle tests, for example, can detect weed up to a year old in your DNA).

Thinking weed will help you gain mass is about as dumb as thinking anabolic steroids are a good idea. It will make music a lot more fun to listen to, though.

I have been powerlifting for years, and the latter half of those years I have also been a stoner. Strength gains have only gone down because of natural peaks.

Seriously, weed is not as bad as you have been force-fed as a kid.

From personal experience, after smoking a bowl I have immense hunger. I once bought a tub of Haagen-Dazs ice cream, a bag of chips, two redbulls and a kit-kat. All of which were devoured by me within an hour.

the last time i smoked, me and two friends killed off a 44 slice sheet pizza topped with onions, olives, ground beef, pepperoni, mushrooms, peppers and ham. as well as a 60 piece bucket of wings, a huge box of donuts and about six liters of cherry coke...in like 30 minutes

i guess you dont get hardcore munchies, though

That's nothing. The last time I smoked, I polished off four rotisserie chickens, a 5 pound bag of tater tots, two cans of whipped cream, 14 fudgesicles, a gallon of sunny delight, 3 2-liter bottles of dr. pepper, 8 totino's pizzas, and a quart of tapioca pudding in 20 minutes.
