I want to start cooking my own meals and eating healthy, but I havnt any idea how to cook.

I got this kitchen thing in the other room, but dont know what to do with it.

Could you guys tell me some simple recipes that will keep me in shape and are fast and easy to cook?

I am already in shape, so I dont need any diet or weight gain recipes, just normal stuff to maintain my current fitness but become more healthy. Thanks
