alright /fit/.
I tried looking for this, but cant find it. What should be protein intake in grams based on your body weight? If u cutting flab for muscle? I heard 2g per lb to 1/2 grams per lb.

Just as a history on myself, a year ago, I dropped from 220lbs to 175lbs. Roughly 39.9% body fat (as doc told me it was) to 16%-ish. My goal, of course like all of you, is to get better. My goal isnt to have 6 pack abs, nor have guns. My focus is to increase leg strength, gain agility, and to work a little on my arms. Now I kinda feel outta working out, cause I notice that my workouts and diet of 1300 calories isnt giving me any benefit, yes I know 1300 is low.
- My other side question: When I lost all of my weight, I restricted my calorie intake to 1200 calories, and then tried 700. Yes, it got me into stravation mode, so I bumped it to 1200. Is this too low? Is there a site that can help me? I dont wanna start eatting 2k calories before I know what I'm getting into.

My current focus is that I found a website
http://www.yogatoday.com/,
which gives a free one hour yoga deal, crappy, but worthwhile, cause you know I'm trying for agility more than strength, so stretching might help in this manner.
I'm also going to try
http://hundredpushups.com/index.html
for general boost of strength, but not going overboad with it.
Now diet, U see I turned 21 quite recently and tried, red wine (gave my a headache), white wine (Was fine), beer (thought it was rancid), and tried rum (which is descent.) I had wine coolers before, but yeah......
I know this will keep up my flab if I continue drinking, even if its one drink every 3 days. Im quitting sweets and deserts, and adding in more apples, carrots, and soybeans. But, idk what else I'll need for protein reasons (stated above.) help?
