Couple Questions...

What brand/type of canned chicken breast is good? (I've never bought canned chicken)

What is Quark?
>> Anonymous
>>227403
Quark is a milk product like joghurt, only thicker, close to cheese.

Greek style yoghurt with the fruit mix sitting on top.
Brown or multigrain bread.
MIlk.
Potatoes.
Pre diced meat.
Green beans.
Sausages.
Bags of stirfry vegetables.
Salt.

I hate trying to give up salt. It tastes like I'm eating boots for a week and then BANG, FLAVOUR SENSATION. But then I get something with salt in it, scream "HOLY SHIT" and start using it again.

Don't forget the pork brains.

Costco has some bombass Chicken Breast that's only 45.5g protein and 3.5g fat per can. Otherwise I think anything's good as long as you check the nutrition.

Use it sparingly

K. I'll check that out next time I make a Costco run. Hopefully it's healthier than Pork Brains

Get the canned pink salmon from there while you're at it. I also recommend stovecooking that pink salmon with a few tablespoons of salsa and some greens at a very low additional cost of less than 10g of carbs.

If you got pork-brains, you need this for flavor.

What's up with /fit/'s obsession with salsa? I see people suggesting it alot.
>> Anonymous
>>227507
Naw just me, the same anon over and over--did it like three times maybe. Either way, it cooks extremely well with lean meat and gives it a tasty-as-hell flavor that deviates a lot from the blandness.

What brand do you recommend?
>> Anonymous
>>227539
Not sure. Check the nutrition is my moto--probably any will do. What I have in the fridge is a mere 2g of carbs in 2 tablespoons, which is just the right amount to cook a can of pink salmon with. Granted, those carbs are mostly simple sugars, but it's not really so much...

spinach leaves, granny smith apples, oatmeal (seriously, down this shit... it's easy to make, is good for you and it's very fucking cheap), tuna (in a can), broccoli (at least where I live it's extremely cheap), sweet potatoes (possibly one of the best vegetables out there), strawberries, Perrier (yes the drink, it will help you get rid of a coke problem if you do, plus helps with upset stomach when you have one, and it's just plain water)(also, when they're in season, they're only $1 a bottle @ H-E-B), rice (make sure it's brown rice), sunflower seeds (I can't get over how inexpensive these things are and how much they fill you up/ are good for you), in fact you should eat any kind of nut you can, substitute all white grains for corn based or whole wheat, flax seeds are inexpensive, and there is so much fucking more.

Plain unsalted almonds from Aldi. Do it.

Well I was going to make my own thread about it but I think I will jack this one. Anyone know someways to spice up both Oatmeal and Tuna (can form). Every time I eat some of the shit I can't finish it.

I eat this organic apple cinnamon oatmeal for breakfast almost every day. But by itself it tastes like shit, so I add more cinnamon and a dash of sugar. Problem solved, tastes great.
