Hello, /fit/. All right. So, I worked out before. I still do, just... in a different way. Anyway, I used to do regular machines and jogging, which is when I got stretch marks. Yes, I am a fatty, hence why I was working out. Anyway, I was wondering, is there a way to get rid of them? And how can I prevent getting more?

Thankfully, they're not as bad as in the picture.

I heard that tanning can make them fade a bit. Don't take my word for it though because I don't know for sure, but you could probably look into it.

I had fairly bad stretch marks, when I lost the weight I did a bunch of tanning, and got a lot of tattoos.

They're really hard to see now unless you're looking for them and looking rather close.

Stretch marks are like scars, and they won't go away for a very long time, years even.

But vitamin e capsules, break them open. and rub them on your stretch marks each day. That in combination with cocoa butter can help soften them.

You could maybe try mederma as well?

Mederma for the win. Forget breaking capsules and shit

Enjoy your stretch marks, you're never going to get rid of them.

"Prevent getting more"? I actually think they start looking pretty cool if you have LOTS. Kinda like natural tattoos. I got some on my shoulders and pecs and... like them I guess? Maybe just a self-deception as a psychological ruse to cope with what you can't change but I really think they look cool.

Don't bother with the rubs, vitamins, etc. You are scared for life.
