do whatever ab exercise you feel the most, your abs wont show or get stronger if you dont train them intensly (since you use your abs on a lot of things they are used to some), but give them rest also. So 2 or 3 times a week ab training. The most important thing is a low body fat % though, so dont eat fat trash (wich is good for your overall health aswell) or lots of other fat makers
