I'm working on perfecting my form. I've watched countless videos but I still don't think I'm getting it right. Biggest issues I have are knowing when to use/bend your legs(coming down mostly) and when and how to move my back up and down. When lifting any kind of moderate weight, I still get into the habit of growing a slight forward bend in my back.

Any tips? Is there anything I can do to really get the idea of how my back is supposed to feel why performing(tightening certain muscles? etc).
