First night workout, need nutrition help. Anonymous
Its about 7 PM, and I am about to have dinner (2 egs, a pound of veggies and 2 soy sausage links). I have a workout planned for 9:30, Is this a good Pre workout meal, and then for a post meal, have a tub of 3% Cottage Cheese rather than my usual shake of oats and whey?
