My mother is having surgery today and I'm going to have to be taking care of things around here until she's better. This is going to prevent me from going to the gym for about a week. What do I do /fit/? Pic unrelated

Good luck to your mom. I just had major surgery and so did my grandpa, so I know how it is.

I haven't worked out in forever. I'm weak and look terrible. But there really are more important things in life. Like being alive. A week won't do shit.

I've been on a strict cardio routine, running alot. I can't run outside due to the shitty neighbourhood I live in. I'll probably just do a fuckton of squats to make up for the lost cardio.
