Best ab exercise? Overhead squats for triples at most, sets anwhere from 6-15.
THAT will build your abs, aswell as alot of other muscles you're very clearly lacking, it'll also increase girth and length.
Oh, and just because you're light doesn't mean you're defined, definition comes from how much fat compared to how much muscle there is, having a tiny bit of both means shit all, you gotta build muscle to see muscle.
If you're dead set on looking good, forget the abs and try and get atleast double bodyweight on the 3 big lifts, come back once you do, and see how much better you look.
