sup /fit/? At this moment I would like some tips or suggestions on enhancing the growth of my biceps. I can curl 10 reps of a 35 lb dumbell and 70 lb on a barbell? Should I do less weight, more repitition or more weight, less repition? Also any diet info would be helpful too. Thanks
>>293577Squatz.You shouldn't be worried about your freaking biceps. They will grow with the rest of you.
I'd suggest doing chin-ups. If they're too easy (you can do 25 in a set) try them weighted. Barbell rows would probably be helpful too.

If you really don't which is best for gaining bicep mass, the chances are that you're neglecting the most important parts of your body.http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/Do it, faggot
