So im building a workout schedule for myself and i dont have any ideas as to what to eat after said workouts. Im thinking on buying whey protein from my local GNC, but i could also cook something. Would anyone care to share some kwnoledge?

whey protein is so convenient that I love it. Get something without artificial flavor or sweetener though, that shit tastes gross after a few weeks.
Chicken breasts/tenders are delicious and relatively cheap, but takes a little while longer to prepare obviously.Cottage cheese has 30gm of protein per cup, but not everybody likes the taste.
