Don't call them push crunches, that is faggotry brother. This thread is about renaming one of the best feeling ab exercises.
You can do them by hanging off of a table with your feet braced by a partner/sandbag/whatever (that's how I do them).
OP have you tried doing it with one arm? I did it with my 16kg KB and apparently it hit that oblique muscle chicks dig really hard.
