/fit/ I need help!

Its been a while since I worked out. Too much school work at hand to exercise. Earlier today, I decided to resume my regime with some bench presses and squats. I felt a little dizzy so watch tv to rest. After an hour, I tried standing up from the couch and I fell. My thighs have no strength to stand up.

Help me /fit/

This happened to me when I FIRST started working out. I did 30 minutes of HIIT on a stationary bike, and when I got off, I was waaaaaay too wobbly to get back down the stairs.

You can counter this by stretching, warming up, and cooling down next time. Srsly, makes all the difference.
