Streching Anonymous
I find myself very wound up after I get off of work, I was wondering if any one on /fit/ has a good stretching routine. Just something to get me lose and ready to go do something physical.

I do yoga, but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to get relaxed after a hard day because I'm a studentfag and don't work.

If "do something physical" means weight training you shouldn't do excessive stretching before the training.

I would reco,end yoge or low impact streching in the morning before work.
Limbering the muscles will help your bidy to deal with the stress that put on it during the day. Sort of shrug it off.
If you want the want to unwind after a days work two suggestions come to mind.
1. alcahol. only problem is you might end up like Hank and the boys...Yup I tell ya what.
2. A high impact routine ar something that really gets you going. Not only will you be tired after your done. Your body will start to look forword twords the end off the day as a relise for the tension. Then after a while so will your mind.
