Okay so im around 5'10 and weigh between 180-190 i dont have a problem with the way i look its just that i used to weigh 230 when i was around 13 and lost alot up until now but i still have fat on my stomach i have love handles and i wanna know what can i do to help get rid of this because the other parts of my body like chest,shoulders,arms,and forearms are all pretty much muscular but i cant get rid of the fat on my stomach and its not even like it makes me look fat its just all jiggly and gross what can i do??

Oh and i forgot to mention that i already lift weights but i get bored or just don't feel like doing them anymore any tips on that too? and also is jumping rope the same as running and to get a good cardio workout how long should i be doing it?

i got that a bit too, i think it could be we gots ourselves some skin one size to big from being a bit heavy. im the same im muscular everywhere else like no fat left at all i think its just a case of letting it slowly fit itself cos mine has definitly decreased a bit just not fast enough
