Hey /fit/, for the past week I have been pulling muscles left and right, even when I'm not doing anything physically strenuous. I was watching TV last night, I go to move my leg, and bam OH FUCK MY HAMSTRING, FUUUUUUUUUUUCK! Almost like even the slightest strain causes immense knotting pain. What the hell is wrong with me?
