OP, ignore all this stupid talk about hormones and syndromes... at least for now. Considering your specs, I'd say your body type is actually pretty normal. If you lose some fat and gain some muscle, the shit everyone here is talking about will likely no longer be an issue for you.
Do situps, crunches, pushups and cardio. Start eating right. Limit your time in front of the TV and your computer-- no matter what it is you think you're 'doing' in front of a monitor (gaming, interbutt, etc), all your body knows is that you're on your ass.
tl;dr Ignore most of the shit in this thread and just lose weight.
