Eat a large breakfast, a medium sized lunch, and a small dinner. If you only eat healthy meals, that will keep you metabolisim going, and you'll loss weight faster if you combine that with a run, try to run as far as you can, then walk half a mile, then run as far as you can then walk half a mile, and repeat till you're done with your running. Mix that with the tennis and if you've got soem weights, and there ya go. You'll be fit and feel great before ya know it.
