still no fucking sticky? are we to have the same threads every single day.

Fatties- eat less but more often
Sticks- eat more and more often

Exercise- should be hard work in moderation, no lazy work in excess
Diet- should avoid prepackaged food and soft drinks
Cheat Meal- no. none. it's a bullshit concept and you are only cheating your own progression.
Lifting Weights- is good for everyone

An active hobby- will make the transition that much easier

Are you applying common sense to your fitness goals? Have you reached a sticking point or just see no progress? Got this weird lump on your dick? Then is a good time to ask stuff on /fit/.

Feeling like shit, half assed clicked /fit/ and started a thread about how tall you are and how much you weight, and how people find you attractive even though you want to find the inner beau.. ?

Fatties- eat less, do squats
Sticks- eat more and do squats

Exercise- squats!
Diet- eat aything if you do enough squats
Cheat Meal- no. none. it's a bullshit concept do squats instead
Lifting Weights- is good for everyone when done with squats

An active hobby- doing squats is your new hobby

seriously go kill yourself. The only person who gives a fuck what you look like is you- and if you want to look better the only person who can help you is wait for it, you This board should move towards a fulltime sticky thats short enough for lazy people to read and follow the advice therein, but long enough to contain basic ideas of what should be done for various goals: major weight loss, minor weight loss, tweaking physique, minor weight gain, major weight gain- maybe some detailed diet plans, workout routines with weights and without, setting realistic goals, all that jazz.

funny; I know some big guys with low body fat who REALLY disagree with you. A cheat meal doesn't do jack shit to your progression. You can't undo 8 months of progress in a single meal, it's functionally impossible.

here's an idea, how about instead of coming here and asking your stupid vapid

questions you go and actually read up on fitness, health and diet? you know,

empower yourself and shit? if you want to be healthy and fit, why don't you read

about what healthy and fit people do?

Agreed. Cheat meals are fine; in fact, they can be PART OF YOUR PLAN AND PROGRESS, imagine that.

i am skinny trying to get big, i dont eat the healthiest foods ever but i try to keep it somewhat healthy. i think this cheat meal thing mostly concerns those who dont want to get fat, where for me that is highly unlikely.

nothing like giant over encompassing statements to prove your point anon

Yes. This would eliminate a lot of the shitty posts we get a lot of. I would also add something on supplements, as that's another thing that occurrs constantly.

Wise OP is indeed wise.

just to clarify on cheat meals since so many faghags get on my nuts every time i mention it- if you are ripped and sub 10% sure go fucking nuts, cheat meal is fine for you.

however, if you are a sloppy bitch who has been eating like shit their entire lives- well up until now your whole diet has been a cheat meal. You do not deserve any excuses to keep eating the junk that made you unhealthy.

If you cannot control yourself and have no willpower how do you expect to change yourself? If you're gonna do it half assed you might as well not do it at all, and go inject some fat into your veins.

Healthy food is not boring- you are an idiot, for not knowing how to cook delicious meals, for needing junk in your diet. So you eat less crap- whoopdedo its still crap. Comfort food is all in your head, the only motivation you need for change is the desire to do so.

There are no shortcuts, cutting corners or free passes. If you don't work hard all the treadmills p90x and liposuction in the world will not train your mind to be in tune with your body. You will never learn self discipline, the ability to push yourself to your limit then reach inside for that little bit extra, the satisfaction that all you need is yourself. Learn to love yourself. Not your food, or your body, or your quirky motherfucking personality.

You are not the things you own, the people you know, the dicks you suck. You are weak. In mind and body.

So shut the fuck up, and become strong.

Cheat meal also is a nice excuse to let you slowly wreck your heart until you have absoludicrulous blood pressure by 35, whereupon you cry because you were always so thin except for once in a while when you ate a dozen fucking rat tacos with extra butter

people have cheat meals more often than once in 8 months

but i agree with your sentiment; cheat meals are not at all harmful if you do them once a month, and they'll slow down your progression (but not undo it) if you have them once a week

i used to have cheat meals in the form of pizza on sat or sun, and i dropped slowly (a pound a week, maybe a little less)

however, i made a new promise to myself: i drop to and hold 165lbs for a full week, and i can have pizza again

i haven't had it for maybe 2 mos, i'm 168 right now after deciding to get to 165 a week ago, and i'm still dropping maybe a couple pounds a week

my reasoning for holding the 165 for a week is that quick weight loss can be undone very quickly the same way quick weight gain during the holidays can be undone very quickly

if i hold 165 for a week, it would be harder to balloon up again

Why are people still talking about cheat meals? The point is: don't do cheat meals, stop treating them like they're the fucking hardest thing in the world to live without. You're a fucking idiot if you're going to reward your fitness goals with a fucking cheat meal.

The fact is, being unfit is an unnatural state for humans. If society wasn't so well developed and you had to fend for yourself, you're fucking dead if you're unfit. If anyone can be described as subhuman, it's unfit people. Cheat meals don't exist in the wild you fucking fatass.

Something definitely needs to be stickied, and bans should be issued for retards that repeat stupid questions that are covered by it. 7chan's /fit/ has already done this, and as a result there are a lot less morons spreading misinformation.

You're an imbecile. Intentionally keeping yourself away from every food you like forever for the sake of fitness goes against basic nature and is fucking ridiculous. Everyone dies in the end--someone eating a piece of cake once a month and enjoying it is having a more positive and fulfilling life than someone who has a stick up their ass about everything they consume, ever.
