So, /fit/, I've just started bulking. I'm 120 right now, but I'm able to squat twice my body weight, bench my body weight 10 times, etc. I'm going to bulk and then cut down to about 118 for wrestling. I'm just looking for some good advice on how to best go about bulking. Thanks niggaz.

eat 5 to 7 healthy meals a day. stay away from fats and carbs as a way to bulk up. Make sure your meals go heavy on vegetables and lean proteins like chicken and fish. If you do this you won't put the pounds on as quick as a high fat diet, but the weight you do gain is more likely to be lean muscle.

alright im only doing this because your completely fuckin hopeless, do highest weight you can to get a good tear, with like 5-6 reps and 3 sets of what ever body parts you want gain in. Have one protein shake in the morning and one after your workout, dont have caffeen any more, drink more water and orange juice.
if you cant get protein shakes eat sandwiches with meat in them and nothing else.
potatoes are your friend btw.
take a kre-alk if you want better than mono hydrate which just makes you look bigger.
cut cardio out if you do it, only do 5 min warm ups if you need to on a bike or running or something. make sure you eat alot of fibers and proteins.

fats and carbs build energy, not muscle. A consistent supply of healthy protein with with green vegetables to help in absorption is the best way to build dense muscle. but hey, I've only been lifting for ten years, i probably don't know what i'm talking about.
