Ok /fit/ I've been doing this dumbbell routine for the past week, and I want to know if I should change anything, or if I'm doing anything wrong. Don't want to do this for a month and then find out it was completely pointless. Each exercise is done for 3 sets of 12 reps, with a minute rest in between. Except crunches, I do 3 sets, each set till failure. I haven't done much cardio yet, I play football like once a week, I'm gonna start doing it on my rest days.Flat bench dumbbell pressSingle Arm Dumbbell RowsTwo Arm Dumbbell RowsDumbbell LungesDumbbell SquatsDumbbell Stiff Leg DeadliftsDumbbell Calf RaisesDumbbell ExtensionsStanding Single Arm Dumbbell ExtensionsSeated Dumbbell CurlsDumbbell Concentration CurlsCrunchesAlso the cardio, could I do this every day in the morning, would the rest of the day be enough time to recover before I do lifting at night.

>>176401Why are they useless? Also I have no equipment to do dips, and I suck at pull ups
>>176417failure.
>>176417Chair+Chair=Win
but since I suck at pullups, most likely I can't do any dips. So double fail
>>176428At least try them. I find dips easier than pull-ups, anyway.
>>176428If you never start doing them, be it 1 or 2, you'll never be able to.
dips are only about 500x easier than pullups especially if you're a taller dude
