Honest opinion here op. You're REALLY skinny. No being rude but from my observations you haven't really touched any weights. Just do burpees and some crunches for now. Within 1-2months you'll look alot better and can move onto squats, deadlifts, benchpress and other crap.

You have two arms, two legs. You are better off than some. You need to drink lots of whey shakes and I suggest working on your lats and pecs (as well as obvious squats and deadlifts) the most to get a v shaped torso you'd look pretty awesome then

It doesn't suck to be you. Trust me.I have the same bodytype and looked smaller than that last year. It's actually really awesome to be you.

Go to a gym and lift, don't worry about the fact that you can barely lift shit. Because you are painfully skinny even the most minor muscle gains will be extremely noticeable.

In 2-3 months tops you will have small but well defined muscle all over your body and a nice six back and apollos belt

You will be very hot in a year, bitches will notice. True story.

I second this. I looked EXACTLY like you 2 years ago... just lift and eat like fucking crazy... you can be RIPPED in no time... like 4 months if you are dedicated. Squats, deadlifts, bench press, military press... you'll see nice results

I'm an endo. Thankfully, I've never been hugely fat, but I've never seen my abs either, despite doing tons of weighted ab work. As a skinny guy, you just need to build the muscle and the abs will show.
