/fit/, help me, I'm so depressed. After a week of starting to lose weight again after like a week and a half of not losing any, I am once again, not losing any weight at all, since Sunday. Not even a decimal! Why does this keep happening? Is there anything I can do, or is there a reason behind this?

I know this without you telling me what your diet is - You aren't eating enough.

Whaa? How? Why?

You sound like some kind of emo anorexic. You should be eating your BMR in calories everyday and then working out on top of that. Eating 5-6 small meals a day also helps.

I don't see how I can eat my BMR and still lose weight. I tried it for a month and lost fucking nothing and gave up.

Can anyone give me suggestions at all?

Eat 20% less than your suggested calorie allowance. No less than that. More is ok, just not too much more of course.

The reason you stalled out while eating exactly your BMR is because you were eating at your BMR level. Also, you don't sound like the dedicated exerciser. Did you stay active every day? If so, then you should have lost weight. Unless this diet now is fairly typical, in which case it will take you longer to recover from your starvation.

Drink some caffeine between meals. Not soda. Tea is best. Green tea even better.

I did about 30-45 min a day in that month. I now do 60-70 min (usually slow down in last five or so minutes).

You haven't been losing any since Sunday? Pounds don't just slough off, 10 pounds every few months is quite the accomplishment, so don't worry. Keep working, weight loss and fitness takes lots of time.

Also eat less, eat better, drink good things, not too much though, and get plenty of rest. Don't stress yourself out either.

>eat less
If there was ever any advice I wish to be banished it would be this.

Eat appropriately for your goals and current body composition.
