Hay, so I want to become strong.

My goal is not to become BIG and WOOOW ABS but just strong, I know that I will get bigger no matter what, but that is also just fine, how ever I don't want to lift to get pumped and big. I don't know much about training, so how do I become strong and rock hard, and durant too. I could imagine it would have something to do with ALOT of repeating programs with lesser weight, but twice the excercise.

Lend me your knowledge. In return, poledancing.

well, that is only going to train my abs and for the most part shoulders.. but really, many lifts with lesser weight and if possible, only useing my own weight?

For strength try the exact fucking opposite.
/facepalm

low volume, high frequency, heavy weight, compound lifts and eventually assistance work added in. look for some powerlifting training programs they compete in raw strength. just don't eat their diet and feel free to cut back on the volume they suggest as the higher level ones are mostly (openly) on steroids

that would reward what could be called Explosive muscle power instead of en endurant right?

the thing is, I don't wanna look like arnold. Or is it the case, I'm looking for endurance with the many repetitions?

I'm a fucking newbie to this, please flame but be constructive.

i'm raging at an ignorant skinny-fat fuck who thinks he's going to turn into fucking MR OLYMPIA over night if he lifts a weight

I consider my self pretty normal. I'm not waay skinny nor am I fat.. far from fat.

But I don't wanna do some shitty lifting that will make me huge, because if you're gonna train you gotta keep doing it.. a week of thinking "big strong faster" won't get you anywhere.

Shitty lifting? You have no idea what it is like to have your max on a deadlift and to struggle with it and give your every ounce of strength to pull that thing up, or when you squat where your legs feel like giving out but you literally have to push with every fiber of your existence to get that weight up.

Lifting is hard.
Go hard or go home faggot, keep being normal.

Indeed, I have no idea how it it. I don't even know how to use the majority of the hardware the right way. But you gotta start somewhere, aye?
