hey /fit/i've been doing push ups every day for a couple weeks now. no real set number... just a few sets of however many i can do. is it bad that i am doing this every day? should i be alternating?and i realize that this won't make me xbox huge or anything resembling that, that's not my goal.
op hereyeah, that's what i've heard but i didn't know if it just applied to xbawks hueg people lifting xbawks hueg weights or if it was the same for skinnyfags doing push ups.
If you can do them everyday, your doing them worng. It shoudl hurt like shit every other day.
