I'm living on my own now, no mom and dad meals and no more college meals. So I'm trying to transition this into eating healthier and working out more. I've been pretty good about cutting the shit I know is bad out (no beer or cookies in 3 months), but I'm kind of clueless about anything else. I'm using this book and lots of cardio to try and lose my gut. Is this good y/n?
