Squats are making my ass too big. I don't do any other exercise where my ass has to work. I wish my other muscle groups grew as fast ass my ass did. What should I do?

160 kg / 356 pounds for 11 reps is my max now

I already have an extensive work out plan for everything, have had several off them during the two years I've been lifting. My ass just grows way faster than anything and to even it out I'd need to build some serious muscle while keeping it at the current size, and I don't want to be XBOX HUEG. I 'd like to keep on squatin, but I guess I'll drop that soon...

perhaps start doing overhead/front squats? fronts i believe load quads more.

Front squats don't load quads more, they take hamstrings\glutes out of the equation alot, to be correct.
Overhead are just a no go, they use a hell of alot of glute\hamstring.

So yeah, OP I'd say take it easy on the back squat and swap to front squat, or stop wanting a girly physique and man up with the big arse.

So get a bigger upperbody? trade front\back squats on a weekly basis, plenty of options.

If you're coming here for advice, can squat 160kg for 11 reps and your growing too fast, even in your arse, to know what to do, something seems wrong.

Leg extension
any kind of 1 leg work (bulgarian split squats\pistols)

you work the rest out.
