Hey /fit/, i have a really fast metabolism i'm 180cm and 57.7kg. I know i'm not anorexic because i eat a fair bit every day aswell as drinknig 3 raw eggs and a whey protein powder shake, i've started doing weights again to build muscle but i heard you need some form of fat or meat atleast to turn it into muscle. As i have little meat and no fat due to my fast metabolism - i'm fucked. Is there anything i can do to slow my metabolism or get fatter/beefier/meatier quick? Apart from rediculous shit like macca's every day? Cheers /fit/

Forget your metabolism. You can't really do fuck all about it.

Just eat a lot more. And sleep more. And only work out twice a week, and do it heavy. Drop your cardio for a while.

I would honestly say, whatever gets you to eat more, do it. If you can pack in more with 6 small vs 3 large, do it. If not, (and I hoenstly suspect that most can eat more calories in fewer meals, do that. )
Focus your diet on complex, quality carbs as the corner stone of your diet. I know, you hear a lot of meme protein shit here, but most people around here and at the gym focus everything on CHON and forget about the number one fuel source in your body. Carbs. Go for yellow peas, oatmeal, and whole wheat/ grain fresh baked breads, squash and sweet potatoes/yams.

Protein, you seem to have a handle on it.

No cardio, Don't focus on many frequent meals, do focus on huge amounts of protein and fat.

Lift no more than 3 days a week.
