At the end of Baseball season i will begin training for crew(next spring). I'm lightweight at 155lbs and 6'1, i will be starting a workout plan including cardio and high-rep/low-weight lifting. My problem is that my flexibility is terrible, during flex testing in gym i scored a 4.5 next to other rowers who were scoring double digits easily (this is a natural stretching motion that occurs during rowing) does /fit/ have any good exercises that will dramatically increase flexibility in my legs during this action (sitting legs flat out and stretching as far as possible forward with arms extended).
