For keto, you should stay under 40g a day, at least until you're clearly into ketosis. Then you can test your tolerance. It can go from 20g to 70g depending on the person.
That 40g should be pretty much all fibre heavy foods - green, leafy veggies in other words.
use ketostix to test whether you've exceeded.
