Eat less calories than your body requires in a day, and do some kind of cardio exercise to increase the deficit.

For instance, if you need 2,000 calories a day to maintain your current weight, eat 1,500 a day and go jogging in the mornings until you reach your desired goals.

Also, I should add to this:

60% of your calories per day should come from lean protein, 20% from fat, and 20% from carbohydrates. Try to eat your carbs early in the day, while the last meal you eat in the day should be almost entirely protein. Try to break up your eating schedule so you're eating 5 or 6 small meals a day, without going over your calorie allotment.

the best ways are
not eating at all, methamphetamines, binge eating followed by purging, smoking, caffeine, being active all day long and never sleeping. that would work quite well. drink lots of water too, cut sodium/electrolytes, take laxatives, and try to OD on fiber (it'll clear out the gut, and make u feel full). so you wont shit yourself after you die, which is quite unsightly for the EMTs

Drink coffee in the morning and execise your hip muscles by cycling, ect. Coffee increases your metabolism, you'll burn more calories doing the same work.
Dont diet you'll just put the weight back on after you finish, Try to keep in shape and look after your body.

Hi you can try caffine or coffee to remove water weight and bloat, but be careful and don't do it frequently. Also, cut the salt out. You could try working out at a high intensity to drain some weight through sweating and do some ab work to tone it up. If you don't have tight abs and you do an extremely painful ab routine you could notice a tightness in your abs right away- the results tightens the skin.
