Eat more vegetables. replace every single thing that you eat that comes in a box, with a fresh fruit or vegetable. Alongside this, do intense cardio workouts 2-3 times a week.

No. No. Go outside, see that hill. Run up the hill. Run down. Run up. Got a car? Put it in neutral, now push it for 20m. Now run up the hill. Now push your car back.

no excuses, if you want something bad enough you will push yourself into doing it. Just 'going to the gym' is not enough. Cardio and Resistance machines were developed to rehab people with recovering from serious injuries and surgery- today they are used by lazy fat people who don't want to work, just 'work out' and watch tv at the same time. Your abs don't take 15mins a day to show.

That's right. Do something today. Even if its as little as not drinking that coke with your lunch, and taking a 10min walk outside. Do a little more each day. It's called progress. The only way you stop sinking is by clawing your way out, inch by inch.

Squats don't really give as much muscle as people say here.

They are important, but the people who preach them like they are the end all be all are just overweight guys who have big legs from carrying 300 lbs everyday in fat and it's the only exercise they can do well.

actually if your already a fatass the fat is only extra weight thats pulling your ass down so no squats are defo not something fatguise do best so l2p

theres a big diffrence when a fatass is starting and when some normal dude is doing major squats and is stuck in bulking mode

They have more muscle mass in their legs from carrying extra weight around.

Squats can't actually cure cancer but they are the #1 exercise for anybody starting to lift. No questions asked. The only other lift that comes close is the deadlift.
