So recently i started a jogging routine. But after a few laps around my local park, it becomes really hard to breath, not because I am out of breath but my throat starts cramping. It becomes PAINFUL to breathe, does anyone else have this problem? Should I consult a doctor?

That's normal if you're starting up. Your body will get used to it.

No go get an inhaler

nope, just push through it. either your throat will quit being a prick or you'll suffocate. either way, i wont' be bothered by it.

I may be having the same problem. OP, do you feel your breath is sour when you exhale?

Try drinking a sip of water, maybe your throat is just dry.

I don't detect the sour over the pain, the only thing that's on my mind at that moment was the fact that it really hurts to breathe, even if I really need to breathe.

Then don't listen to these faggots and see a doctor.

do you have medical breathing problems? that sounds like asthma to me,just trowing this because I have rhinitis and allergies,so that's an idea.

Make sure you're drinking enough water beforehand.
