Goddammit I hate prone bridges. Maybe because there is no movement, no huge weights and I start sweating like a pig when I do them. I do 2 minutes left and right side and prone. Is that ok, /fit/? I am too unmotivated to try longer right now.

Tha fuck o.O
>> Anonymous
Yeah, they're boring, don't do them.
>> Anonymous
I hate em, too
>> Anonymous
They are kinda boring, but also quite effective for teh core, I think.
>> Anonymous
I hate them from the bottom of my soul. Yet I feel much more "tight" since I do them. Are there any alternatives? And how much should I do? On Stronglifts they say add more weight to make them more difficult but I feel kinda clueless since I have no weights or repetitions to count.

Bridges fuck me up better than squatz. Am I doing it wrong?
>> Anonymous
When i do these, about 30 seconds in, i alternate 15 seconds of balancing on left arm / right foot then right arm / left foot.

Ross the Boss said you have to do bridges if you want to be a warrior. But I forgot how long you are supposed to hold. Six minutes?
>> Anonymous
>>407565

5 mins.
>> Anonymous
Ok, 5 mins. Thats kinda badass. I guess I wont be a warrior ever. =(
>> Anonymous
It's easier if you don't count the seconds but rather set a timer.
>> Anonymous
A timer? The uncertainty would kill me. I always keep looking at the watch, else its unbearable.
>> Anonymous
Stuff burns like hell after 1 minute for me, will be along time to reach 5 minutes :((
>> Anonymous
Usually I play gameboy in this position. Makes it more entertaining.
>> Anonymous
OP if you can hold a bridge for more than 2 minutes, it's time to find a new ab exercise.
>> Anonymous
>>407655
Not OP, but care to explain why? I can hold a bridge for two and a half minutes, three I guess if I really try.
>> Anonymous
>>407672
Because you are no longer 'working out'.
>> Anonymous
prone bridge? really dude?

it's called a plank.
>> Anonymous
>>407690
plank is a fucktarded name for them. They are prone bridges because you are in the prone position, and making a fuckin bridge with your body. Calling them planks likens the person to a plank of wood and that is fuckin stupid. GTFO with your planks.

>> brambles !!VRXAN//FWJC
