Indoor Soccer Anonymous
Yo I need some advice!

in about roughly over 3 hours. Im about to play 2 games of Indoor Soccer (Not Futsal)

Each Game is 40 min long, with 5 min half time break.

after the first game there is 45 minute break.
then the second game will start and play..

What can I do to perform my best for both games?!

Drink milk, followed by gatorade, then water while you're playing. Stretch thoroughly, and take a caffeine pill.

Milk is your foremost friend for prior hydration and natural sugars for energy. Also, caffeine taken closely before an amount of physical exertion will improve alertness and energy and it will last for both games conveniently.

Back guys

I ate a big bowl of pasta with meat sauce, but drank a bottle of 'Gatorade Pre Sport' it had caffeine in it. 1st game we won. but then went onto a bottle of 'Mizone Sports Water' we lost the second. but thanks for the advice guys!

(even if i only use a lil bit of it!)
