Hey /fit/ im about 6'-6'1" and about 130lbs, i dont work out a lot, and dont have much to call for muscles anything other than going to a gym that i can do around the house to cut of a bit of that extra skin? And no a knife/sharp object is not the idea i was looking for

Honestly, at that height, and that weight, you can't possibly have too much excess fat. Really, building muscle would be the best thing you could do.

Probably not the answer you were looking for, but I think it's going to be the most common response you get.
