Im grossly overweight and i am completly addicted to food. I used to be totally addicted to soda, but have recently started to drink a carbinated flavored water which is an amazing subistitute to soda. So ive kicked soda. Now i need to kick bad food. Tonight i bought ten apples, and 5 bananas. now, 3 hours later, there are 4 apples, and 1 banana left. will it help that im eating the same ammount, but healthier foods, or do i need to get some serious help?

Drink normal fucking water, eat steaks, and jog it all off.

start counting calories on foods you regularly eat

realize that if you drink water, you don't have to eat half of a meal just to make room for a 200 calorie soft drink.

other than this, start eating foods you have to cook on your own. anything prepackaged is usually worse.

Cardio work, leave carbonated water except for maybe mineral water or club soda. Drink water, eat fiber (both curb your appetite), and bite the bullet. Get out there, start to exercise, because starving or malnourishment only eats your muscle, leaves you chubby and weak.
