300 lbs deadlift isn't anything to brag about even if you haven't done work for it. My friend deadlifted 150kg(maybe 310-320 lbs?) on his first max attempt and he had never done lifting in his life. That was at the bodyweight of 61 kg. I lifted 110 at my first max at the bodyweight of 59 kg. We were both skinnyfags back then, he still is, I've gained 11kg of lean body mass.
