Snack: Green grapes (about 20)
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich w/ lettuce, tomato, and 1 slice of provolone cheese.
Snack: Protein Shake
Dinner: One piece of lean chicken tender w/ lemon seasoning on it. Potato scallions. Corn.
Snack: Roasted Peanuts.

Pretraining Snack
2c milk
1tsp peanut butter

Posttraining snack
2c chocolate milk

Dinner:
Chicken caesar salad
10 chicken nuggets
1 bowl puff cheetos

Skipped lunch, got in all sorts of trouble with hunger later on in the day. Skip meals and you WILL cheat.

Not particularly healthy today, and yes, my eating habits are strange.

Instant cup of noodle
lunch:
3 hard boiled eggs and an orange
Dinner:
half of chili macaroni hamburger helper with 2 beers, and a vitamin pill

12 pm: rice cake and a small cup of coffee, 2 prunes and water

3 pm: small salad, romaine lettuce, tomatoes, green pepper, broccoli, blueberries and water

6 pm: 4 morning star tofu chicken nuggets and water

9 pm: del monte tropical fruit cup

11 pm: bowl of cinnamon life

12:30 am: navel orange

2 am: all bran crackers, 18, water

3:30: oatmeal in skim milk with sliced apple

I tend to wake up around noon-time more recently, so...

12:00pm - some cereal

4:00pm - whatever was for dinner (some pasta with tomato sauce)

And that's usually my eating schedule, with the occiasional snack thrown in here and there. Also, my main beverage is always water.

Lunch:
1/4 pound hamburger with chips, and cheese.
and 300ml skimmed milk.

Snack:
300ml whole milk and a tin of tuna

Dinner:
Spaghetti bolognese

Snack:
100g peanuts and a protein shake.

Total Nutrition for today:
about 170g protein, 280g carbs, 110g fat and 18g fibre... Think I need some more fibre in my diet.

I work nights, so I woke up about 3, had a bowl of oatmeal with a banana sliced into it.

About three hours later, another banana.

About three hours after that, a salmon fillet sandwich with steamed peas... and another banana. (I got like eight pounds of them for 2 bucks, so I've got some to get through.)

Then at work I had a turkey sandwich and an individual bag of baked lay's.
