Toning up? Anonymous
Hey /fit/
I am a person who has rarely worked out, but I’m not a fat ass. I wanted to know what exercises I could do to tone up my upper arms, thighs, and stomach. I don’t know how much you need to know, but I know I’m not exercising to lose weight. I am female, five foot three, 104 pounds, and I don’t work out a lot. Can you help me /fit/?

Pushups
Dips
Squats/Jumps
Crunches (+Sides)
Back Extenstions / Bridges
Calf Raises
Handstands (+Handstand pushups)
Reverse Pushups (Laying under a horizontal bar, pulling yourself up to it)

I think that covers everything except possibly hamstring and the back of the forearms. All bodyweight.
