Hey, /fit/.I'm not here to ask about routines, or diets, or whey powder or any of that shit. I figured all of that out already. My problem is just that I get motivated for like a week, then end up forgetting about exercise. How can I keep myself motivated?I'm going to start taking weekly pictures of myself, which seems to help a lot of people, but what else can I do? Also, is there any sort of web app that will text me a reminded every day? I'm honestly hopeless without these stupid things. In return, rape.
Prediction: You're not going to exercise
i always put my workout shit in a spot that i look at everyday and i do it as soon as i get home from work or school. if i dont do it right then, then i wont do it. thats my best reminder
>>449268Sauce on pic. If you want someone to tell you what to do everyday you can:1.) join the military2.) find an exercise template and stick to it3.) do crossfit's Workouts Of the Day
Exercise harder and you'll be more inclined to do it again. Dicking around in a room full of bikes/weights/machines for an hour is pretty lame. Pushing yourself to the limit is like FUCK YEAH I WANT TO DO IT AGAIN.

>>449387Damnit, there isn't any moar. I was hoping there'd be an entire set
Have a goal. It also helps if you train for a certain physical activity.
>>449268Work out with a friend. If you don't show up, you feel like shit; same for the other.
