Hi, i really need help on how to build/see Abdomials I've heard people say you can have them but hidden under a layer of fat, i'm not sure whether i have been doing an ok routine - as follows10x4 crunches Monday Friday5x15 Leg raises Monday, Friday50x2 Situps, wednesdayYES, i do know this is pretty pathetic But i'm pretty new to working out =/ (Basement dweller)So anything what could help me with starting to show my abs would fucking help :)Pic related. me

you probably need more muscle mass to get full six abs to show.also, "abs are made in the kitchen" etc etc

What you need to do is study nutrition, and exercise information until you know it like the back of your hand. THEN develop schizophrenia in which you have a drill instructor goading you all day.
Also, its set x repetitions. So your situps would be 2x50.50 honest situps in one sitting is not easy to do, I'm surprised you are able to when just starting.
