Hola, /fit/. I have never really been 'out of shape', always able to run a couple miles, lift a good amount if I had to. The problem is that I have never liked the size of my arms and I am developing love handles and a little roll, right below the bellybutton. I know it is not possible to spot reduce, so what is the best way to get rid of it? How do I balance cardio with weights? And should I do pilates?
