hey /fit/. is ab ripper x good for lower abs as well as upper abs?

Also, I'm planning on exercising at home - I have a set of dumbells (max 10kg each) to work with and thats about it. Can anyone give me a good routine to work most upper body muscles which I can do at home? (My legs are pretty powerful) Or just point me to a good resource? I've tried putting my own together but its kinda vague as I'm not too sure about which exercises work which muscles etc.

Finally, how many reps should I aim for? (ie what is the limit where I should be buying extra weights) I can do 25+ of the 10kg dumbells which I think means I should probably buy some extra weights?

Sorry if these seem like basic questions, I just wanted to clarify a few things. Thanks for helping!
