Hey /fit/, what do you think is better? Full body workouts or body part splits?
Personally I like doing a part a day just to give my muscles more rest time. Not sure if one is more beneficial than the other, but I'd assume you wouldn't do full body every day.
full body is less time consuming and you get a great workout in one session. Splits offer good concentration in maybe at the most 2 body parts. I personally prefer full body coz its easier to fit into my schedule and plus i do cardio on my off days.
