ok /fit/ i want to weigh 150 pounds (i'm 6'2") and i was wondering what my caloric intake for the day should be in order to achieve that. also if its not too much trouble what would constitute that particular amount of calories food wise?
if you weigh less eat more if you weigh more eat more often and hiit
