Anyway, what you're going to want to do is induce some hardcore ketosis. Take a few shots of olive oil (or whatever) and 1 multivitamin every day (a morbidly obese guy did this for a while and lost like 200 lbs), and instead of doing exhausting workouts, do stuff that's more along the lines of survival, like taking day-long walks/hikes, and bringing a minimal amount of high fat/protein food and water. It's definitely possible, but it's a foolish endeavor.

However, I'm pretty sure you're going to lose the bet, and if you do win, it's not going to be pretty or worth it, since you'll likely end up weighing more than you did before, and risk some serious health issues despite how well you execute it.

Just mix some salts and sugars into your drinks. I like to mix pure fruit juice (20%) in with water (80%).

After about 5 days of no food, a little exercise will have a bigger impact. Do some walking or cycling. I wouldn't recommend running.

Cycle starvation days with days you eat healthy. Lift. Do cardio everyday but don't go shit overboard with it. Do about 10 minutes of exercise at different points of the day to get your metabolism going.

You're going to lose. But that's okay, because $350 is about the amount of money you would've spent in that month of non-eating, had you eaten. Net gain on your part, given the weightloss. At most I say you can down 30 lb, and that's not going to be a healthy 30 lb, but you'll live as long as you drink assloads of water.
