i don't think it matters, but i usually do cardio before lifting

example: yesterday i ran 20 minutes with a 70# sled attached to me
rest 5 minutes
worked up to 1RM push press
5 Rounds: 3x Push Press @ 85% 1RM Established before

then 4-5 minutes cooldown on C2

Ive read an articly that explains why you should do LIFTING first. unfortunately its not in english and i dont want to read it all over again so you can get the arguments..

some hot sauce and a grill...hmmm

lifting first, You will initially use your atp and glycogen as energy sources, once those are exhausted, you'll start using fat. Use the primo energy for your lifting, and then let the cardio use up some fat for the lulz

No. Myostatin deficiency causes muscle growth to run wild and almost limitless with some negative side effects

This. Somewhere on exrx.net the guy recommends lifting first as it means the cardio is more efficient at burning fat.
