Can anyone give me some solid proof (i.e link to a study, not a link to some dude just saying his opinion) that mixing creatine with OJ is BAD? Every theory I see, it's basically "2 MUCH ACID BRAH IT MAKES IT INTO CREATININE"... which doesn't make sense to me because there is a shit ton more acid the stomach anyway.

PS: I know there are better liquids to take creatine with, I just want to know if there is any solid proof on whether OJ+Creatine = OMG USELESS

Protip: Creatine is absorbed in the small intestine, not the stomache. The acids in your stomache are much more intense than citric acid from orange juice. Taking creatine with OJ is fine, but the sugar content in OJ isn't quite enough. Grape juice or grapefruit juice are the best, but OJ will work.
