Alright /fit/ I plan to do some seriously lifting tomorrow focusing on high weight, low reps ( i alternate between the two every work out ) tell me what I should eat before bed right now; some eggs, protein shake, a bowl of dicks? etc.

>> SAAAGE !AWWoVnJsZ.
enjoy your dicks.
>> Anonymous
fuck you /fit/ goodnight
>> Anonymous
don't eat before bed faggot
>> Anonymous
Earlier I would have suggested some carbs for energy but now there's not much. Tomorrow eat some cottage cheese before you go to bed though.

I seriously don't like this trolling trend on /fit/.
>> Billybananahead !vMKdOrQkjw
Still there new guy?
>> SAAAGE !AWWoVnJsZ.
>>37884
i've pretty much given up on /fit/ mods don't ban anyone (RAAAGE) and even the people who used to help are being douche bags anymore. (hammerknife)

Enough cool people stick around, they'll balance out the trolls.

we get sick of stupid questions. lol, i is teh fatty how does i loose teh weight ps i don't wants to do teh workout loloolololol.

>>37866
all your meals, all of them, should consist of protein+energy source. all the protein in the world is no good to you if you do not have an energy source to facilitate protein synthesis.

Billy... what happened to you DNP post?
>> norw
go to 7chan, look at their FAQ, that is what we need. We also need mods to put the banhammer down like there ain't no tomorrow on all this trolling
>> Anonymous
>>37927
7chan turned into The ZC Show after a while, I don't want any one poster to rule this place. Just keep helping out noobs and ignore the trolls.
>> norw
>>37931
I know what you mean, but some sort of FAQ is needed if this place is going to survive, there are just to much repetition of the same shit.

I think a sticky would do some good. Tomorrow let's do a thread for info for a sticky and email moot with the idea.
>> Hammerknife !7ITukp3Pj2
>>37892

There's only so many times I can see 'lol i'm fat help me plz' topics.
>> SAAAGE !AWWoVnJsZ.
>>37961
what the fuck do you expect to talk about in /fit/ ?
>> Hammerknife !7ITukp3Pj2
>>37964

Not the same topic appearing every hour or so, day after day.
>> SAAAGE !AWWoVnJsZ.
>>37965
thats all you're going to see. ever.
>> Hammerknife !7ITukp3Pj2
>>37966

This is why we need a sticky. Not like I haven't pasted my exercise copypasta every day.
>> SAAAGE !AWWoVnJsZ.
>>37967
then you'll just get the same posts, but with questions about the sticky.
>> Anonymous
>>37967
If your information is in the sticky, everyone is fucked.
>> Hammerknife !7ITukp3Pj2
>>37968
Here's to hoping the quality/crap ratio gets better, then.
>>37970
Got suggestions to improve it?
>> Lil Dreamer !UYwMl8CsAs
>>37965
i expected it to happen. it happens in pretty much all the fitness boards i've ever been to. people are super helpful the first few times someone asks about losing weight/gaining weight. then it becomes ridiculously repetative and all the people that used to be helpful become dicks. i expected this phenomenon to happen to /fit/ fairly early because of the way 4chan is with the pruning and whatnot.

tl;dr if you didn't expect /fit/ to always have cupious amounts of noob questions about losing/gaining weight, you shouldn't have come here in the first place.

They never do. All criticism, no action.

As per the poster, I wouldn't modify my diet at all around my workouts other than putting my workout squarely centered between meals. Your body rebuilds muscle 24/7, so the extra protein intake before/after a workout will do all of diddly squat. Keep your protein intake high all day, every day, and complement it with healthy carbs (etc etc).
