Is milk good for you or is it not...
Lets make a survey:
1. It's good for you
2. It's bad for you
3. It doesn't do anything

0% Fat milk is better than water for you

Get some skim milk. Whole milk, 2% and chocolate milk won't be as useful if you're on a diet or trying to stay healthy.

Milk is good for some and bad for others.
Lactose can cause allergies.
Milk contains steroids and hormones.
These can (supposedly) cause acne.
On the other hand they promote growth, so they are good for muscle work.
LSS: It depends on you.

fun fact: apnoe means No Breathing! :)

Only half true.
While diving you do not breath of course, but before you gotta saturate your body with oxygen, which requires certain breathing and meditation techniques.

OP here...
Correct answer is 3 - it doesn't do anything (well if you're not alergic to it)

Small children have the Enzyme call LactAse that breaks down LactOse. This way the body can injest all the fats, proteins, microelements, etc.

As you grow up the body stops produsing Lactase. So unless you drink Sour milk, to your body milk is just water.

If you like the taste of milk go ahead and drink it. It's much better then drinking soda, also its no better then water.

Exception: if you drank milk ALL you life day-to-day, your body will still be produsing Lactase.

Small example: Try not eating, lets say FATS, for about 2 weeks (that is almost imposible but hypotheticaly speaking). Then after that start eating them again as you would normally...
You will be VERY sick.
Reason is that even after 2 weeks your body will start to produce Less Lipase (breaks down fats), due to that, the fats won't be broken down and injested - more then likely you'll have diarrea for some time. After a while you'll be OK though.

Conclusion: Milk = good tasting water

That's true. Eggs are some of the humblest foods. They don't stand up and scream "EAT ME I'M EXCITING HIGH IN ANTIOXIDANTS AND FIBER LOW CARB LOW FAT I AM AWESOME." Instead, they just sit there, humble, always in everyone's fridge, knowing that some day they'll be used. Maybe you'll go for something a little fancier or with a little class, but the egg never complains. Oh, but the egg knows. The egg hurts inside and weeps. "Why does my owner ignore me?" it questions itself every night.

Then you realize how amazing eggs really are, and you open up that carton and the flourescent lighting shines on their little faces and they glow with happiness, knowing that soon their limitless talents will be appreciated.

sauce? Ill be glad if this is true, for I despise milk. I like just about any other dairy product, but drinking skim milk is like drinking creamy water, which is just nasty to me. Id love to prove this to some milk drinking nuts that I know.

Chocolate milk isn't that great of a recovery drink. You want something that's absorbed much faster than the casein and lactose. Whey + maltodextrin is superior.

hmm this sourse has different numbers

but i don't think i was lied to...
