Good day, /fit/

I'm 6'4 and I weigh 160ish pounds. I eat a lot of junk food.
The weight doesn't really show, except on my belly. I am trying to lose the belly fat, and gain some noticeable muscle. Where should I start?

Ditch the bad eating habits. You won't have to go all out, but try to eat at least a considerably better eating habit. Develop a solid eating schedule. Pick up water if you haven't already. Start running and perhaps pick up some light weights for training.

That should get you started.

Also - I don't believe that you're only 160 pounds at that height. You'd actually be underweight I believe.

Op here.

That is my actual weight, just around 5 pounds more.
How much water should I be drinking a day?

Alright. Try drinking it with meals as much as possible and when you're thirsty. You could sub water with teas (green/traditional), unsweetened. As a last resort (being that if you don't care at all for water), drink crystal light.

One more thing. About how long should I run each day? And how many times?

Thanks Anon, you're a pretty cool guy

Running depends on the person's endurance and fitness levels. If you're really out of shape - start with like a half mile or so. Make sure to do some basic stretches befor running. If your ankles aren't so hot, if you have access to an elliptical - that'll make things easier on your knees and ankles.

I wish you the best fellow anon. Good luck.
