What exercises do you guys do for Tabata/HIIT? I'm going to give it a try soon, and I'm thinking:

Squats
Jumping Jacks/Jump Rope
Heavy bag striking
Crunches/Reverse Crunches
Burpies

...while training extended cardio + push-ups every other day day.
