Honestly, if you can do more than 15 of a single type, you need to move up to the next level. I rate them in difficulty like this:
Woman Pushups Bowed Pushups (you arch your back and only go half way) Regulation Pushups (back stays straight, nose touches the floor) Inclined Pushups (We will call regulation pushups -10%, inclined pushups go from 0%s [flat] to right before vertical pushups [using a wall to incline your legs]. 1 Handed Pushups (can be regular all the way to inclined) Vertical Pushups 1 Handed Vertical Pushups (if you can do these... congratulations, now move on to weights)
