If you're eating a little less than usual and jogging 45 minutes a day, then yes.
Drink a *ton* of water and if you still don't lose weight, cut some more calories. Be sure that you're eating many small meals throughout the day instead of 2-4 large ones, go for at least 6 smaller meals. I realize this is difficult if you're in high school, but try to work around it.
Generally, I'd do less cardio than every day and a little more weight training, also.
Since you're weight training, if it's effective your weight loss will be slowed, but your overall change will not; if you lose fat, fat is still fat, but you're not losing weight because you're gaining muscle. Don't be discouraged.
