Sup /fit/ Im weight training and i need to know how should i go about weight increments. How soon should i add weight and how much. Im currently squatting 60 lbs and following 7chans guide

I squatted ATG 180 x 5 today, and I haven't been to the gym in 5 months.

I don't know if girls do less, but from what I've seen, they do, and they go way above parallel.

So... yeah. That's me, and I'd say I'll be scorned for my mediocre lift.

girls do less... that is true... they also tend to have shit form, etc, etc, etc.

sexy women squat right along side the best of 'em... typically a man at the same level of experience/physique will lift more... but not much

(unfortunately there are very few of these women)
