Alright I don't know where else to go with this, I like to fight. Me and friends occaionally fight each other we mostly just wrestle so no one is permanently hurt though.

I've never worked out really, I've Lifted every now and then but basically my metabolism has always kept me somewhat fit.


So here goes any advice on workouts or things to do to improve myself; Lately I've been worried about getting smashed by people who won't stop when I ask.

it's good that you have bros that practice so you have actual experience and it's better if they know when to stop so the harder parts are basically over. I'd suggest getting a pair of adjustable dumbbells at a local target or walmart.

What should I do to improve punches kicks grabs ect. As of now Its mostly everyone punches and some grappling/headlocks.
