/fit/, what are the best snack foods out there? Green beans? Grapes? Unsalted pretzels? And in what portion size is usually good?

Fresh or frozen vegetables (not potatoes though). They fill you up and are nice and healthy and super low cal.

Depends on what you mean by "best." Nuts are good but you can lose track of how much you're eating which isn't good considering their calorie density.

Pretty much what this man said. If I am dying for something to eat, I go for a carrot. Chances are, I get bored of eating after one, then I go find something else to do.
