So /fit/ I'm fucking tired of this I have spent days trying to find a good workout routine I have tried posting the ones I found here and has been called everything from a moron to gay and worse with out getting any constructive criticism what so ever so instead of me trying to find one I ask you guys to simply give me a link to a workout which combines running with primarily building upper body strength and muscle size for 5-6 days a week if someone could do that I'd be very greatfull

Ps please refrain from posting any post in this thread which calls me any of the following or is a permutation of gay, moron, troll, fucktard etc but feel free to call me a newfag because as of yet I really don't know particularly much about this topic

Well what is it you're hoping to achieve from your running? (I'd seperate the two, have a running program and a resistance training program).

As far as resistance training goes... depends how hardcore you wanna be and where you are right now.

Also what do you have access to? Are you at home with a set of dun bells or are you going to a gym?

If you want to do proper lifting then this is a great program for starters.

How do you expect us to not call you a gay moronic fucktard of a troll? Read starting strength, or do stronglift's 5x5 program. Learn how this stuff works.

As I said I have no experience on this topic so what I say migth be moronic and feel free to call me on it but if you do please tell me what I did wrong and how to fix it instead of simply stating the obvious (me being a moron that is)

Glad I could help for once. The whole Chasing Kaz forum is full of good info, and not full of whiny bodybuilding douchebags like most forums. One of the mods there (Mike Gill) just because a professional lightweight strongman.
