Proper form motherfuckers.

I've noticed that I've started to decline heavily in reps now that I've gotten proper form into my exercises. I feel it a lot more and a lot faster. It's pretty amazing. With that in mind.

I finally understand why so many mis/fit/s are scrawny/fat while doing weights they should be more muscular for and complain about a lack of results.

They lack form.
