yo /fit/ I was recently sick for three weeks which caused me to gain some weight (from 159 lb to 165 or so -- Im 5'9). Now Im not sick and really want to slim down.In the last 48 hours I have only consumed water, a little yogurt, a little coffee with milk, and one banana. But Ive been doing a session of HIIT in the morning, 40 min jog in the afternoon and running stairs in the late evening as well as going to gym once a day. According to the scale I weigh 145 lb (way lower than Ive ever been) but I look about the same. Is this all water weight even though Im staying hydrated? As long as I can keep doing the cardio is it ok to be living on liquids? Am I going to lose all muscle mass before fat or will going to the gym once a day prevent that?ghost dog unrelated

You best be trollin, but on the odd chance your not.GROW THE FUCK UP. Starvation is BAD, dont starve the fat, excercise it off, and eat on a diet, that doesnt mean starve yourself.. it means eat only select foods.
