I'm thinking of getting fit, i was skinny but i gained some weight, i need to lose a couple pounds and gain some muscle also, get like big shoulders and stuff, i have a home gym like that one, not exactly the same one, similar, i wanna know what kind of work out routines i can do, i have free time everyday, and well, i don't really wanna keep a diet, just avoid certain types of foods, if you have any ideas on the work out routine or any tips I'd appreciate it, also, i have a stationary bike, and well, all the time in the world, thanks in advance.
