Gaining healthy weight? Anonymous
Hey /fit/.

I'm 6'2, and I only weigh around 140, give or take a few pounds. So I'm pretty skinny. I think I wanna gain 15 pounds, then bulk that shit up another 5-10, making me 160-170 ish.

So, how would one go about gaining healthy weight? Btw, I run 2 miles twice a week for cardio, and I would rather not cut back on that if possible.
