Looking to gain quite a lot of muscle all over, preferably at fair speed. I have little body fat, and a little muscle already. I have freeweights in my garage because I dont have access to a gym, and I want to know if it is more effective to do something like the stronglifts 5x5 routine, or do a standard 3x8 routine without so many compound exercises. Mass and strength are equally important to me.

Pic is something to catch your eye, as that is half the battle.
