you shouldnt cut your calories too much...calories are not what you should be cutting. You could eat 1400 calories of sugar a day and you would never lose fat.
Cut all processed sugar from your diet. Eat vegetables, lean meats, flourless bread and drink water, non fat milk, and tea. Eat small portions every 3 hours and you should never be hungry (or too full) and you will lose fat.
its FAT you want to lose, not weight. Check your pants size, not the scale.
