who the fuck are you? robb wolf? seriously, eating bad shit 4-8% of the time won't do that much damage. sure it won't help, and in fact will probably do a little damage, but sometimes it's good to stop being so serious all the time.
i was too serious for a month and it landed me totally fatigued and had to take a week out of the gym because i took it too far (i tried to cut down my calories to under 1500 while burning over 1000 in my workouts, bad idea i was fucking drained mentally and physically for days).
give yourself a break at least once a month otherwise you will go crazy and end up doing more harm than good.
