Alright /fit/, I asked this last night and got some stupid responses that didn't answer my question. So here it goes again.I exercise 3 times a week, an hour each. Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I run on those same days, and cycle Tuesday Thursday. This is because these are my working days, so I run to work (It's 2 miles away) and on the way back lug at least two jugs of milk in a backpack + other shit. The other days I cycle to work (2 miles there, 2 miles back). I make sure to eat a high carb breakfast before these as to not burn muscle mass. (I'm a skinny fag).Anyways, my question is this. I've been going on for a month and a half now, and I'm finding that while I'm progressively lifting heavier, my form is improving dramatically--whenever I get this form breakthrough, I end up lifting less then I did before weight wise.Is it normal to see this sort of progression until your form is basically perfect? Two steps forward, one step back?
I love doing that pose, even though I am not skinny at all my lats and pecs are really prominent in that spread.
probably because youre squatting deeper etc, less is good in this case
