Hey /fit/, do you know any good recipes for smoothies?

I have a ton of fresh and frozen fruit and veggies, but no milk/yogurt/juice/etc, which is why I ask.

Strawberries are good source of vitamins and nutritional value. These are things that stress can deprive us of and drinking fruit smoothies containing strawberries can help replenish us and keep us healthy.

Ingredients

* 2 1/2 cups strawberries
* 1/2 cup strawberry nectar
* 1 pitted peach
* 1 cup low-fat plain yogurt or strawberry yogurt if you don’t have the nectar.
* 2 cups ice

I love a good, ripe mango and adding it to a smoothie with sherbet ice cream is delicious. Forget about the the nutrients in mango as well as the fiber, you’ll want this for the great taste. One of my favorite smoothie recipes with mango.

Ingredients:

* 1/2 cup pineapple juice
* 1 cup orange sherbet
* 1 banana
* 2 cups mango, sliced
* 2 cups ice
* 1 teaspoon lime juice

I posted those three ^_____^ just because I get so tired of saying "Google is your friend," fuckhead.

what I drink for breakfast or launch a lot is this

2 bananas
half a blender full of ice
4 or 5 strawberries
pour orange juice to about the ice level

and sometimes I add in a cup of yogurt

it's pretty good, just bananas without the strawberries is good too
