Hey /fit/,

I'm looking for a morning exercise regime that doesn't require any weights, equipment etc. Just something I can do in my apartment. I used to work out with a friend who taught me this stuff that worked on the core muscles (basically, sit ups, balancing on your left arm, right leg for 15 breaths etc stuff like that) - but I'm having trouble locating a set of instructions on the net.

There are quite a few you can do. Pushups are a must. Pullups if you have something you can do them on (or buy a bar). Bodyweight squats and their variations (or with a backpack), birddogs, crunches and their variations, and good mornings.

Also, you can substitute most weight with regular stuff, like bottle crates
