Ok, so I was reading the back of my creatine bottle and it was going over the uses of creatine and it said it can be used as a muscle building supplement (duh?) OR it can be taken by people who recently substained an injury and cannot workout and are bed ridden and helps prevent muscle loss.So my question to you is:If a person with average body muscle decided to go borderline anorexic, i.e. eat maybe 1,200 calories a day, but took creatine.... would they just strip away body fat but retain muscle?I know the answer is probably "no you dumb faggot" but compared to a person who just ate 1,200cal/day... would they preserve more muscle... or would they just ultimately end up in the same lean-mass-depleted state and be doomed to skinny fat?
bump bump bump
no you dumb skinny unmuscular fuck
q.qsrs?
In theory, it seems correct, but honestly, until you find someone who's tried it and accurately measured it, you won't get an accurate answer.
It would work for a while, and then stop working.
They did a study where one group did nothing, and one visualized themselves lifting weights in the form of a bicep curl for 20 minutes daily over a month. The end result: The muscles of those who merely visualized lifting for that period of time had roughly 20% more muscle mass than original, compared to no gain in the control group.
>>320292well done, you are completely correct, how insightful, a great way to get ripped, be sure to update us, B4 and aftr pics brah!
Doesn't creatine just lead to your cells swelling with water?
