Sup /fit/I worked out for the first time in a while and now my arms are not extending without a bit of pain.I would think staying hydrated and filled with bananas would solve any cramping but it seems I over did it.Anything I should do to regain the use of my arms other than wait?
[OP]Was weight lifting (and of course I would wait before working out those muscles again.)I've been consuming a lot of protein but still the soreness.
it's normal. usually takes 2-3 days to recover from
