So /fit/, I'm 5'9" and 120lbs, which puts me at like 16 on the BMI, which is "Increased risk of health problems due to underweight", or Anorexic depending on who you ask.

Thing is, this isn't on purpose - I just don't put on weight. It's been pretty much constant since I was 14 (22 now), and I live a pretty much sedentry lifestyle.

Physically I'd say I'm like a fat person in a thin body. I lose my breath quickly, strenuous physical activity makes me feel nauseous, etc.

Are there any other skinny fucks out there that have overcome this? What sort of things did you do to get in shape? I don't want to be ripped, but I want to know if it's going to be possible for me to get into a healthy weight range and have those gains mainly be in muscle. I believe I'm looking at at least 10 lbs to get out of the danger zone, but ideally I'd like to put on 20.

You can't force yourself to simply eat more food. Eating is a response to hunger. I'd make myself sick if I ate more than I wanted to eat

You know what would help I think? EXERCISE AND EATING.

> I'd make myself sick if I ate more than I wanted to eat

WELCOME TO THE WORLD OF SKINNYFAGS! Eat thru that sickness (you won't throw up, if you think that you will, you're a douche) and you'll make gains.

Just like lifting and losing weight, you will hit a wall and its gonna up to you to break it. I gained 10lbs last year with this in mind.
