So I just had an idea from the Bruce Lee thread, /fit/.Would it be helpful to do cardio (running, swimming, etc) with weights strapped to your legs or arms? Would it somehow make you more efficient?pic only slightly related
you'd be better off using resistance bands
it would make you 4x more likely to injure yourself.
As a rule of thumb, weights living anywhere but on your chest are pretty bad for your joints.
bruce lee never did thisit would be the end of you
sure, if you want to destroy your joints tendons and ligaments
>>470089let me guess you want to be strong like goku?
>>470113making them feel light does not equate to actually increasing performance. adding weights to specific body parts does not help at all, it only throws off body alignment and leads to injuries.
>>470089Yes it's helpful, but only if you are an anime character.
You'll fuck up your knees.
DO IT
think resistance vs. weight.water running.swimming with a winter wet suit on...
