Concentrating on one muscles group? Anonymous
Hey /fit/

Of all my body parts, my shoulders are the weakest and lacking in muscle. I do a workout routine that works my entire body, but I want to focus more on my shoulders now for a while.

How should I do this? Do I make a day dedicated to just them? Do I work them on consecutive days?

I'm really quite clueless so any help will do. Thanks.

Standing Military Press
4 sets 4 - 6 reps
Arnold press
3 sets 6 - 8 reps
Lateral raises
4 sets 8 - 10 reps
Bent over laterals
4 sets 8 - 10
face pulls
3 sets 10 - 12 reps whatever

Military press is god for shoulders. Weighted pushups also.
