Am 5'5, 126lbs. The heaviest I have ever weighed is 135lbs, and, no, SQUATZ do not solve my problem. Even with shit-tons of protein and weights, I still look like an albino Ethiopian, and I have been trying to put on weight (muscle or fat, I don't give a fuck) for two years now, and I've only gotten thinner.

tl;dr, exposed ribcages are not sexy. Find solution.

Buy 2 months worth of food. For 1 month, eat half of the food, and collect your feces in a vented bin. Perform calorimetry on the feces and uneaten food. Compare calories.

Then make another anonymous post on this forum telling us how many calories your body consumes.

Wait, your body shits calories out sometimes? If so, that would explain something I noticed. When I wanted to gain weight a while ago, I went to Burgerking everyday and got probably 3000 calories just for one meal in fish sandwiches, fries, and desserts (as funny as this sounds, I actually drank diet coke because I can't stand the taste of normal coke, but carbonated drinks help me eat stuff). But, I'd always be in the bathroom about 5 minutes after I was done eating, from what I assumed was all the grease just sliding down my insides and coming out. I didn't gain any weight, and I was consuming like 10000 calories a day.

Then I started to try eating clean. For example, I'd eat like three cups of oats, two bananas, and whole wheat toast and eggs for breakfast. I drank whole fat milk, lots of whole chicken, shitloads of nuts, fruit, and all this shit. I was probably eating 6000 calories a day. And guess what? After two months, I put on five pounds. And the cool part was that it wasn't all fat.

Don't eat shitty food, you probably just have an insane metabolism. I have a friend who is 130, and 6' tall. He eats the shitiest food, and doesn't gain a pound.

Yeah, but it's just weird how I ate more calories in bad food and didn't gain weight, but did when I ate healthy foods. But it's cool now, I managed to gain enough weight so I couldn't see my freaky ass ribcage, and now I just eat whatever. Good stuff.

It's impossible for you to be skinny and be shorter and close to the same weight.

126 and 5'5" is about a slim side of medium for that height.

Theirs only so much your body can take in before it just pee's the rest out. Eat normally with snack and stuff in between.
