Also, muscle takes up less space than fat, AND muscle burns fat by speeding up your metabolism, so it's all good. I know for a fact that a few Victoria's Secrets models incorporate lots of weight training (deadlifts and squats even) into their overall training, so if you're shooting for that kind of body then you're in the luck.
