I want to do HIIT but whenever I run really fast this injury I have bothers me.

It's sort of a in the inner thigh/balls area and it's fine but if I go to low doing leg presses, SQUATZ, or running fast I can re injure it and it'll hurt for a 3 days everytime I walk.

think i have the same problem, though I cant be sure cause you didn't provide enough information...

your squatz form is most likely wrong; next time you squatz, check to see if youre pushing your knee inward during the up motion. If you are, then the weight is too heavy.

best thing is to stretch properly and use an ice pack where it hurts (adductor muscles and Iliopsoas in my case)

Stretch it. Stretch it a lot. Use lighter weights and work it out. It will toughen up but you'll have to do it slower than you would with something uninjured.
