soup /fit/,i have a question for the athletically inclined out therei've started doing a lot of cardio lately, and i find when i push myself hard sometimes my ears will clog, like when you're driving in the mountains and you need to pop your ears, that'll happen when i'm runninglast night i was pushing myself particularly hard and my skin went all red and i got really coldwhat does this mean? and how do i fix it?
