Alright /fit/, I'm 6'0", 240 pounds, with a weightlifters frame....

I need to rip down, and hopefully lose 20-30 pounds by July 20............

I am going shopping in an hour for food to stock my fridge... but I have no diet plan.

If you could, list foods that I could buy to fill me up but not add to the calorie intake... I already know that celery has about a -10 calorie count, and that cottage cheese is low also.... what other foods can i get?

Can you also list a diet plan, with what I should eat on what days?

I only have 40 bucks this week but Thursday is payday so I'll get ALL my food then.


I'll be running every other morning for about a mile and a half to 2 miles, and lifting weights in the afternoon.

Flax oil, fish oil, green tea extract, tyrosine, and Caffine.

As for your foods, fruits and vegetables are the way to go, so you've got that down. While I would say the quantities really don't matter that much, I know there are plenty of people out there who would say that you need to watch your fruit intake due to the natural sugars found within them. that's not logic, that's just lazy.
and fatty, run more than 2 miles. you should start at around 3 miles and work your way up to about 10k. if you can't hack that, walk for 1 hour at a pace where you have problems being able to talk and walk at the same time.
