Super fast! Anonymous
Ok.. So, I need a super fast way to trim my tummy!

I have to go in for surgery in 30 days, and if I don't trim down my stomach fat, I am going to be in for a three week recovery time, as opposed to say, a 6 day one.

I've already started doing crunches every mourning, and plan to keep that up, and I am of course avoiding high fat foods where I can. What I need really is any other things I can do to target the tummy region.

They also need to be Cheap things too! I am poor girl!

I will post my Height Weigh if its helps.

Do crunches to spot reduce the fat.

Americans listened to the advocates of the low-fat diet in the middle of the 20th century, since then Heart Disease, diabetes, cancer, Alzheimer's, and a slew of other degenerative diseases, not even counting the obesity rates have gone up drastically over this time period.

yet people still think low-fat is the key to healthy living? if you don't want to look at the past, look at the present

i wouldn't try HIIT swimming until you're a fairly good swimmer, unless you like drowning. if you are, though, it would work just as well as any other HIIT

best style of swimming for exercise is butterfly. i used to do 1 lap of butterfly, 1 lap of freestyle, 1 lap of butterfly, 1 lap of backstroke, repeat times infinity

op never said anything about low fat, it said it was going to avoid high-fat foods. just because having little to no fat in your diet is unhealthy doesn't mean that you don't have to limit your fat intake at all.

if you limit your fat intake where does the rest of the calories go to? protein? yeah in some alternate reality maybe, but they go to carbs.

You don't need carbs to survive, you DO need fat to survive. your body can easily convert fat into glycogen to fuel your brain and whatever else needs it, but your body is very, very inefficient in turning any other sources of fat into fat. A person can live on less than 30g of carbs a day for the rest of his or her life. You cannot live very long if you were to limit your fat intake to 30g a day and if you did it wouldn't be healthy.

once you limit high fat foods, where are you going to get your fat intake? most whole foods are either carbs+little protein (vegetables), carbs (fruit), fat+little protein (nuts and seeds), fat+high protein (meat), or fat (oils)
