I'm a skinny guy. I've planned out a bunch of food that I'm going to eat in the next two hours. Please critique. What am I missing?

2 microwavable burritos.
A full can of Campbells Cream of Mushroom with Garlic.
A measuring cup worth of oatmeal.
A full package of top ramen.
A oatmeal cookie.
A medium sized banana.
A Marie Calendars microwavable pot pie.

How much water should I drink?

Lunch:

would like to point out that it is obvious you do your own cooking. I mention the foods in my post because they are real fucking easy to cook in mass quantities. Just buy a 3 lb bag of boneless skinless chicken breasts, put them in a pot with a few cups of water, and boil for 20 minutes. Save the water, and make soup or whatever. For lasagna, you need an oven and a sheetpan and foil. just go nuts and make a sheetpan, then cut it up and freeze. you can get 4 days of cooking done in about 30 minutes if you are fucking awesome like me. Shit, I even make a large pot of oatmeal and just shove it in the fridge. microwave is your friend.
