Hello. I recently started work, and have not been able to cycle as much as I used to be able to. I've put a bit of fat on my stomach. I would like to ask how effective sit-ups are for burning stomach-fat, and how many you people to per day, if you get effects.
you cannot burn fat on specific spots using specific exsercises. eat less bullshit and the fat might go away.inb4 squatz
