3 questions, two minor and one major:

First: to burn fat, I'm currently doing what I think constitutes a HIIT routine: 5 minutes warmup, 8x 1 minute sprints at 9mph followed by 90 second walking, followed by 5 minutes cooldown. Is this good, or are there things I could do to improve it?

Second: Besides deadlifts and squats, are there any good exercises to do to improve posture?

Third: I have slight scoliosis, which has never been much of a problem until I started working out. I recently started having sporading muscle pains in my right upper back, and my doctor believes that the curvature of my spin is rotating my ribcage just slightly backwards so that it compresses the muscles, causing the pain. I'm seeing a physical therapist soon, but in the meantime, are there any exercises that might ameliorate the pain/help in the long term for that, specifically?

oh, wow. bad typos. sporading = sporadic and spin = spine.

god, my bad.

bent over rows and pullups? If you can do them with your back that is.

9 mph isn't a sprint. Go balls to the wall or you're doing it wrong.

I'm not sure what lifting exercises you could do in order to fix your back. I've heard that yoga is good for back aches though.
