so /fit/during weight lifting last thursday i picked up a heavy weight totally wrong like a retard and pulled something in my back and its messed up now. i cant really even get up from laying down without my back hurting. also i have a cold so it hurts like fuck when i cough or sneeze. also pain meds dont work and i have weight training first period in the morning.

I find that vitamin C helps with recovery and muscle soreness. Take 1000 mg x 3 for a view days.
