I don't know if this should go to /ck/ or here, but whatever.

I'm going for a run/walk tomorrow morning. I plan on taking several hours; walking when I get to tired to run, then running again. I will be out in the middle of nowhere, and I want to do this before breakfast, so I want something filling that I can carry with me for when I get hungry. what do you guys think about oatz in a plastic bag? carrots? a power bar (sucks cause I have to go out an buy it)? apples? hard boiled eggs?
