So, yesterday I was doing trampoline exercises. In the manual, it said do 3 minutes of exercise. I was like, "fuck this shit" and just put music on and did various exercises/bounced & thrashed around like an idiot for about 45 mins, stopping for seconds at a time. Now, I'm not unhealthy (well, I wouldn't say so). I'm 6'0 and 140 pounds. I thought it wasn't working while I was on, but as soon as I got off, I started sweating like a whore all over and felt like I was about to pass out. I drunk loads of water and rested after that. Is doing this bad for me? Cos I thought the more I worked at my heart rate for a longer time, the better the results. I have the tiniest bit of fat covering my abs, and I'm trying to get rid of it. If not this, what would you suggest I do so to rid me of it?

Have you considered more...traditional cardio? I mean, I love my trampoline but its hard to keep up your heart rate for a long time. Try running, biking for 30 minutes every other day?

I did, yeah. I went basically non-stop to the music, not feeling anything. Then when I stopped, I got a buzzing sound in my ears and my body suddenly felt tingly all over, then I sweated like shit. Everywhere.

I wanted to do this shit everyday, in hopes it'll get rid of the ugly-piece-of-fuck-bellyfat, but I'm not gonna shower once more than I need to every night. Guess.. uh, jump ropes? Fuck.

You went nonstop and THEN slowed down and did it easy for like 5 minutes right? Cause this sounds like a blood pressure kind of problem.

Yeah, non-stop. Then at the end, I did very light bouncing on the tips of my toes as stretches or some shit as advised.

I've did that quite a few times, and this shit doesn't seem to work. I don't eat unhealthily, and weights and other stuff seem to do jack shit for me. LIPO TIEM.
