Hey fit!

I've always wondered, and I hope you guys can help me out on this: Why is it that some six packs line up, but on some people, one side looks higher than the other?

Is this a genetic thing that you can't do anything about, or is there a way to exercise that will give you an aligned six pack?

Not sure, last year (10 pounds lighter) I was about 7-8%...pretty accurate test too; it was required for wrestling

I do abs everyday, with weights. But I haven't made it to six pack yet.

most people i know with nice looking abs can't even handle a 30# KB press on a GHD

good game you might have nice looking abs but your core strength is about as good as a 10 year old little league baseball player

What does that mean?

lay on your back, on a glute-ham developer have a 30# kettlebell in your hand, lean back so you're suspended in the air by your core, then start pressing

yeah, don't joke yourself it's fucking hard the first time you do it
