So I need to lose about 14 pounds by monday at 3:30.

My plan is to ingest nothing but water until then.
Any suggestions?

right before you weigh in do handstands for a while then quickly get onto the scale, you'll "lose" a few pounds off the scale that way.

eat nothing but protein shakes, lettuce and oatmeal until sunday night. limit your water intake and do some light jogging too. monday you carry around a cup with you and spit into it all day and don't drink any water. around 2, you wear sweats and get on the treadmill until you are at weight.

physically, you can probably do it. my record was 9 pounds in 24 hours, but you are going to kill your body trying. hopefully, you'll be wrestling some fish instead of a good wrestler, who will probably tool you when your body is that deprived of nutrition. water weight does not equal real weight loss.

diet correctly over time so you don't have to balloon up and down all the time.

dont eat nothing. eat small portions of food to keep your metabolism running. this will help you burn more calories. Also, shave everything on your body. NO hair. then, tuesday, give yourself a colonic. Be careful cutting water weight. good luck

It's probably possible depending on your current weight, but you'll put the whole 14lb + more back on after you stop, you'll also feel like shit.

Sounds like failure.
Could also work out intense-like and suck out all the glycogen from your skelatile muscle and liver--that's 500g or so. Wouldn't suggest it... you'd basically be super-fail at that point.
