/fit/ 's HR when resting and during intensive cardio.I can manage a 56 when sitting on the sofa and 185 when I do my 1 hour runs.Someone told me both my HRs are too low and too high. Are they sure? I'm 24. I thought Athletes can get their HR down to 60ish resting and that a max HR of 180-190 was average?
60 something resting hr is normal.
