/fit/fags, I need some basic advice, plz.I'm 18, 5'11 and I weigh about 185 pounds. I'm not fat, or chubby. I have a lot of upperbody muscle and I want to be able to tone it in to something that the ladies will be all over.Any basic @ home excersizes/activites I can do to get started in my journey for some abs/nicer upper body.

FUCK p90x, it's such a waste of time if you're looking to bulk. Starting strength/Stronglifts 5x5 is the only thing I will recommend for beginners to weightlifting
not everything is weightlifting faggots, just getting nice looking muscles to start with :P
