Hey /fit/ I need to go and make myself run today... I'm not terribly out of shape but I need to lose a few pounds so I joined the gym and I try to go for a run 3 days a week on the treadmill. I always have a really hard time staying motivated and actually doing it though. Any advice? I just see fatasses and it makes me want to keep in shape.

You need definite goals and real metrics to know where you're at and what's happening. Being vague = eventual failure.Calc. your current bodyfat, pick a target bodyfat, and then get there.
I lose weight for someone.As pussy as that sounds, it keeps me motivated.
