A friend bought me a protein mix with millions of vitamins and creatine. How am I supossed to take them if I'm going to have a 45min workout a day? (The box is in german.)

Is it all mixed into one weird concoction or he bought you protein powder, millions of vitamins, and creatine? (This is why punctuation is paramount.)

If it's not all jumbled together, take the vitamins every day, once a day, the protein between meals and directly after lifting, and then the creatine before or after- that's up to you.
