You look great! So Relax. Fitness shouldn't be about being rail thin, but about being healthy. And one of the least healthy things you can do is starvation. That slows down your metabolism, so you actually lose weight slower (!). Also, the lack of nutrients takes its toll on your skin, hair, bones and body.
Fuck thinspo--- the skinny girls look kawaii in the pictures, but in real life, let's face it. No one looks cute with a feeding tube down their throat, a dead look in their eyes, and hair falling out all over the place. Also, you won't be able to enjoy life when you always have that nagging fear in your gut.
If you are worried about weight gain, keep a calorie log. Eat 1200 calories per day. It sounds like a lot, but it's enough to get your metabolism running. Vegetarianism is one way to go (or you can just incorporate veggie meals into your diet.) Cut out the corn starch, and eat negative calories when you feel the urge to snack. Also, for convenience, try getting microwavable veggie meals (all veggies, like Birds Eye or Safeway Select.) They make for a good, quick and healthy meal :), especially if you can't cook/lack time.
Then you have enough energy to excercise for 10-15 minutes a day (start small, work your way up. Setting your goals too high will de-motivate you.)
Hope this helps :)
