keep your vision straight forward with your head pulled back to keep your arch in your back. push with your legs until you reach you knees (try to keep you arms limp, i used to lock them out, but as the weight got heavy the problem fixed itself) then push your hips forward to stand straight up. when lowering, just dont hurt yourself
