Staying in shape while traveling toketoke
I've recently arrived in Melbourne to travel around aus (will be going to syd on weds to go travel the east coast) but I want to stay in shape while Im traveling. Diet is not a problem, I plan to eat quite healthy and have to money to do it. More so I'm wondering what are some good weightless exercises to do routinely while Im out here? Anyone want to give a shot at making a routine for me? Dont have running shoes out here (but I do have some skate shoes..)

As an aside, Im the body type where I have trouble putting on weight and keeping it (cant remember the name). I build muscle easily, but seem to lose definition quite quickly as well

I'de suggest you just do the usual bodyweight exercises, pushups, crunches, pullups if you can find a tree or some thing appropriate, what ever works, gym membership is out of the question I presume, so yeah, bodyweight kgo.
