Hey /fit/.Just a quick question - I started lifting weights, is my posture gonna get better cause of it? Are there any exercises for that (SQUATZ maybe?). I hate reminding myself to stand straight.
It only takes a week or two for your body to get used to it.I fixed my posture consciously in about 2 weeks.
What sucks is, I work as a programmer (aka, sitting in front of the computer for 8 hrs in a crappy chair - bad support for lower back).
