/fit/, I am going on an insane shopping spree tomorrow (and I have the money to do it) and I need help making a shopping list. I have little to nothing in my apartment right now besides soups, spaghetti sauce, and ramen.

Here's my list so far:

Button Mushrooms, Blueberries, Strawberries, Raspberries, Apples, Canteloupe, Apricots, Clementines, Grape Tomatoes, Cucumber, Radishes, Red Cabbage, Celery, Broccoli, Popcorn (low calorie), 100 Calorie Nabisco pack things, Healthy Choice tv dinners, Lean Cuisine tv dinners, Saltines, Rold Gold Pretzel Sticks

Holy smokes. Nice list.
How about a steak?

Actually, you probably can't cook a steak in an apartment huh?
Unless you have one of those Coleman grills.

Bulk pack of chicken breasts, FTW. I get one big pack a week of 6, and cook them all at once (I grill them tossed in olive oil, liquid smoke, and salt and pepper) But cook however and have 1 a day, it makes it really easy to eat healthy if you cut down on the amount of time you have to prep/cook meals.
Also one of my other favorite healthy meals is Penne pasta salad. Boil the pasta, drain, keep the water boiling, add carrots, green beans, and spinach (don't overcook). Give the green beans and spinach maybe 2-3 minutes, pull the carrots after 6-7 and toss with olive oil, dried parsley, salt and pepper, and some lemon juice.

Fuck the TV dinners.

1) full of unnecessary sodium
2) usually not very good tasting
3) not filling, unless it's something like Hungry Man, which you should know why is bad itself

For pop corn, get the 96% (or was it 94%?) fat free butter. Get some cereals, like Kashi GOLEAN Crunch. You know those Dannon Light and Fit yogurts? They have 60 calories per 6 oz. and 5g of protein, not bad in my opinion. Pretty tasty, too. Hmm.... Get some mini carrots... uhh... I honestly don't know what to recommend. Are you just maintaining weight or looking towards losing or gaining?

Get rid of the crackers, pretzels, and TV dinners. No microwave shit of any kind.

Also, don't buy all of that produce at once. As a healthfag, I can't tell you how many times I've bought a ton of produce only to have 1/3rd of it go bad because I didn't eat it all in time. Buy half of that and when you finish that, buy more.

Also, you need eggs, natural peanut butter, turkey, whole grain bread, a decent cereal, bananas, and tuna.

Eggs, or egg whites if you can get them. Makes scrambled eggs in the morning so much easier if you have a carton of egg whites. They tend to be a bit expensive tho, but I assume you have money since you said so.

meat. god dammit you need to buy meat otherwise you'll go crazy.
>> art-fag
TV dinners aren't that bad. The only bad thing about it is the sodium.

I'm only talking about Lean Cuisine TV dinners though. No idea about the rest.
