>>3600 Stop running, you've probably already got really good cardio. Go to a gym or buy some heavy weights, you can get a full body workout with bodyweight exercises and a few dumbbells.
Eat a LOT. 6-8 medium sized meals a day, focusing mostly on 1/3 veggies and 2/3 meat. Carbs only in the morning, as in cereal or a muffin or something.
Iceberg lettuce (the kind found in burgers) shouldn't be considered a vegetable; it's just water and a bit of chlorophyll. The darker, the better (broccoli, spinach, kale, asparagus, etc).
Protein powder. Add some to a glass of milk in the morning and suck it down, do this twice a day until you start getting gains.
