So /fit/, my work out diet was pretty norm-ish today, for a while at least. I started out with two slices of whole grain bread and two strips of bacon. Got a tin of salmon for lunch. Snacked on some pineapple spears...

But come dinnertime, before I knew it I was staring down this beast. I upped my workout when I got back home, only to find myself starving and finishing off about 6 oz of ribeye in my dad's doggie bag. I have a feeling I'll need to do some compensating.

/fit/, what do you do/get when you eat out? And I'm talkin' "Do you have reservations?" establishments.

usually grilled or poached seafood with salad and steamed veggies
