1. you just started. why not go for a few weeks before deciding you want to make changes? get committed and make sure you're gonna stick with this before making big plans just to quit in 2 weeks when you decide you hate swimming.
2. a quick, high protein meal (~30g protein) and vegetables immediately after with a big glass of water takes care of the craving.
3. fish oil is great to supply necessary fats if you're eliminating other sources of healthy fat from your diet (like from red meat, olive oil etc.).
