Hey, /fit/... I was just wondering, is it a good idea to "cleanse" your body? If so, what is the best way (and also the cheapest way) to do this? I was just watching TV a few minutes ago when I came across an ad for something by the name of "Dual Action Cleanse" and was intrigued by it. Now, I never ever fall for all these ad gimmicks and probably wont buy that exact product... but the overall idea itself interested me. I mean, it made sense when talking about how, over the years, toxins from food, tap water, the air, etc. . . just build up in your body and make you feel horrible (I seem to have all the symptoms stated... such as being bloated, fat that just doesn't go away no matter how much I exercise, feeling tired all the time, constant headaches, etc. . .).

tl;dr... CLEANSE YOUR BODY. Good idea? Bad idea? Best (cheapest) medicine to do so?

It is all bullshit meng.

You don't need "cleansing" Your colon does a fucking fantastic job as it is.

It is complete and utter shit.

The only way to cleanse your body is to go to a Buddhist monk convent---climb the Himalayas barefoot, regular ipecac sessions, martial arts with other monks, and light yourself on fire occasionally.

forget that bullshit.

increase your daily intake of (natural food source)soluble and non soluble fiber, and plain water.

I've actually tried this before, and it seems to work great. The product in your picture should be fine, OP, even if you did choose it at random.
