Okay guys, I've had awesome vision 1 or 2 years ago. But slowly my vision has grown bad, and I am only 18 lol wtf? I also get light headed and blurry eyed when I stand up too quick, but also some days I have very good vision for a while, but it's annoying and confusing the fudge outta me. I'm starting to take 20mg of Lutein everyday, hopefully it will slow down my loss of vision.
tl;dr My vision has started to suck, but is still awesome on some days. I also get light headed and blurry eyed when I stand up too quick.

Are you sure it's awesome? Maybe on some days you just don't notice it. Before getting glasses I had no idea how bad my eyes were. I just knew I sometimes had trouble reading stuff at a distance. Then when I got glasses I was staring around going "Grass! I can see blades of grass!"

When I'm at the corner of the park, I look over at the street sign and I can't see it. Other days I can read it, and the license plates of cars.

I also feel like there's little grains of sand under my eyelids but I can't see em when I lift up my eyelid, any tips on how to remove these things? Cause these feelings bother me and I don't really feel like focusing on things.

Get thee to a doctor then. Either you need glasses or you've got a medical problem that needs attention.

Fudge, I hate doctors, but I shall try that.
Little feeling of sand in my eyes, anyone have any idea wth that is? Or tips of getting stuff like that out?

It kind of sounds to me like your eyes are just dry/irritated and scratchy, not necessarily that there's anything there. Do eye drops do anything for you?

Allergies, perhaps? I wouldn't expect those to give you occasional blurry vision, but the scratchiness may be another issue.

Anyway, my eyeball knowledge is wearing thin, and intermittent blurry vision sounds like it could be a bad thing.

Eyedrops help remove that sand feeling somewhat. I do have allergies, but I am not sure if it's severe enough to blur my vision. Fuggin shizz

when you stand up quick and u get light headed and blurry thats because of low blood pressure, not your vision

Haha I know it's not due to my vision, I was just throwing it out there because it's also another problem I have. What would cause low blood pressure? :(

I'm pretty sure everyone gets light headed and blurry eyed when they stand up too quick. Of course, after a certain amount of time laying/sitting down.

Good to know light headedness isn't just me.

SQUATZ!

But seriously you've got a low iron count and that's why you're light headed. Most likely your eyes are just dry and that's why you can't see. Still it's a good idea to get to a doctor and make sure it's not something else.

there is such a thing as eye exercises, believe it or not. it involves focuses on near and far things. having glasses, i can only do for a minute or two without, then my inner eye area hurts and i have to go back to wearing them for a while. didn't really try this out though.

also, dark leafy greens in your diet? It's better than any supplement.
