sup /fit/I was at they gym and a personal trainer there told me I had "great depth"I was liek fuck year.As someone who is never going to be professional lifters (Oly lifter, powerlifter, bodybuilder) what kind of routine should I be following?Should I be going for size and doing 8-10 reps, or going for strength and do 5 reps?I'm asking because although I am doing stronglifts, I'm thinking of changing.Maybe I should alternate and do 5x5 one workout and 3x8 next time I do the same workout?tl;dr Any suggestions on different/better routines other than Stronglifts and Starting Strength?

>>462080Alternating the way you workout is great, keeps your body on it's toes and helps to prevent plateauing. Don't be afraid to change not only your sets/reps but your entire routine.
Try shortening the rest phase between sets, it will make your workout much tougher. Also, t-nation.com is an excellent source for programs above and beyond stronglifts/starting strength.
