hey guys i'm a femanon who'd like to lose about 10 pounds (really, any more that and i'm in the danger zone). my ultimate goal is some nice tone but no really bulk up any more than is feminine. I have about 1.5 inches i can squeeze around my lower abs and would love to get rid of it. I do simple toning workouts (crunches, situps etc) 30 mins every other day and go to the gym for about an hour twice a week. is the solution just moar squatz?
