I find this works: that is, if you want to increase your numbers.
Once in the morning, and once at night appx time is 15 minutes each.
Max push ups i.e 50, rest one minute, max push ups ie 35, rest 30 seconds, max push ups again.
Then hit your abs with as much crunches, 30sec rest, then as much again then 15 seconds rest.
should be bigger in 1month frm tht
