THAT'S ONE OF THE BEST SMELLS EVER, SMELLS ALMOST AS GOOD AS THE SMELL OF DISPROPORTIONATE UPPER BODY IN RELATION TO LOWER BODY RESULTING IN A FUCKED UP AND INCREDIBLY IMPRACTICAL BODY

OP here, i'll have a bike and plenty of trails/ hills to help with lower body exercises.

push ups will handle most of your upper arms and chest.

This is relevant to my interests. . . although if it would include lower body too, that by awsome

pushups on your fingers instead of your palms to work out more of the forearms and everything else.

You could sit on your ass for a week; it won't kill you; if you've hit the gym consistently for the past few weeks you might even need a break.

OP I'm guessing you're a troll because the obvious answer is pushups and dips, also pull-ups. Do some bikeriding for lower body.

However, it won't kill you to have a week off. In fact if you're going for a holiday a break is probably a good idea to let your body recover and to let you fully relax.
