ICE vs HEAT Anonymous
I got some serious DOMS in my arms. It's right at the biceps and forarms and I have trouble even straightening my arms all the way. I can only assume it's from pullups I did 2 days back.

Now, what do I use to reduce the pain? Is it ICE or HEAT?

Heat, increase the blood flow for faster healing. Also, light stretching.

I've been stretching twice a day, second time usually after a hot shower which seems to help. Figured HEAT was the way to go, just wanted to make sure.

ICE is usually for sudden injuries then. Ok thx.

Yea, its only effective for the first 48 hours. After that, for some reason it's not
