Alright, /fit/? I'm 20 years old, 6'1" and a bit of a fat fucker. I'm willing to diet with no problems at all, but I've got a problem with exercise. My town's a bit of a shithole so walking around is a death wish most of the time and I prefer exercising alone.

Could any of you recommend an effective daily routine I can do indoors in my own privacy? Thanks in advance.

don't you have any gyms, YMCA, or school gym you can go to? you are going to need some sort of treadmill or elliptical if you really want to get your heart rate up, otherwise all you can really do is stuff like burpies, situps, and hindu squats to pass the time.

exercise inside, and every time you're away from town take 5 mins to practice running and freer movements like skipping
