hey fit.

im 207 lbs atm. two weeks ago I was 201 and with suggestions started to eat more and especially protein packed foods.

i went from 201 to 207... my weight loss is consistent still but i think the muscle gain is matching/exceeding the weight (fat) loss.

I am in dilemma though.. lately ive been obsessing about weighing 199... to break the 200 mark... the problem is im 6'6" and if I cut back on food i'll likely lose muscle mass...

should i just suck it up and never get to 199.. I just want to break that 200 barrier (which i havent done as an adult yet since i always was athletic and am a rugby and water polo team).

do i just forget about? all it will do is harm my body/goals right?

sorry i just woke up... my weight loss was consistent about a pound a week when i was triming fat but when I changed my diet to build muscle i went from 201 to a steady 207 for a few weeks now.

What I wanted to know though is if I just go into a crazy frenzy to get teh scale to say 199.. would I just be doing damage?
