It's possible you're just not built for exercise. I used to workout a fair bit, cardio and weights, and I never got any post-workout euphoria. Eventually I had to drop cardio because I hated it and never felt good after doing it, just tired. I still do weights, but again, I don't experience any type of post-workout euphoria with it. When it's over, I'm kind of happy that I've done it instead of brushing it off, but that's about it.
I could be doing it wrong though.
