Um, as far as lower chest is concerned, talking from personal experience, my own pecs seem to fill in the lower section alot faster than upper, and if you look at pictures of bodybuilders or people w/developed pecs the lower section is where alot of the mass is. I'd just keep working on that, cause while you started pretty low 150 is only slightly higher than what i'm at (newbie lifter here) and just working on it might fill it in a bit more (however, looking at your second pic you have a big of chest, might just want to do core a bit also. GET LIKE DANZIG!).

is right in that you still have bodyfat, youve come a long ways but losing more cant hurt. I'd say keep up the routine, keep being a tank.
