What cereal is it?And you don't need orange juice. It's water+sugar+orange flavors. Take a multi-vitamin so you get all the vitamin C you need.

When trying to up my protein intake I do a few things.1. More eggs at breakfast time2. More chicken throughout the day3. Good fish like Tuna or salmon at night4. Nuts, Nuts, and more nuts.

swap your dinner with your lunch. carbs (rice and pasta in your post) are not very good before bed.

if you're exercising, eat when you're hungry. thats the biggest thing. next, eat more for breakfast. my breakfast is usually cereal, bowl of fruit, a whole fruit, 1 or 2 boiled eggs, yogurt and water. satiate your appetite.
