Hello /fit/ I've been running on the eliptical for 50 minutes 4x a week for the past 2months and went to the doctor today and haven't lost any weight. I know the whole muscle weighs more than fat but I mean I haven't changed anything at all, Im still at 316lbs since two months ago, I changed my diet to what I think is healthy. Maybe I'm just needed to switch things up in the gym? So I was wondering if you guys have any tips and good exercises I could do?

Weight loss comes down to a matter of math, the healthy diet your on is obviously more calories than you burn. You need to have a calorie deficit in order to lose weight. You want to stay above 1500 calories or so in order to prevent your body from going into starvation mode however.
