hey /fit/, what muscle groups do hang cleans target? would doing squats and cleans on the same day be too much?
just do squats and the same day shoulder press (that is what i do). Works the same - less of a chance to hurt your self

Depends on what volume you're talking about. I squat and power clean on the same day 3x a week. 5x5 for squats; 7 sets for the cleans>>468699STFU
