I cut soda, but I'm still drinking coffee, with sugar and cream, very sweet and very creamy. I have trouble waking up without it and I have trouble drinking it without the sugar. Other than that I drink water except on rare occasions. I'll drink about one soda a week these days and I have a hard time finishing them.
I also bought a ton of fruit lately, and his mom got us a bunch of pecans for free. I've been eating bananas, apples, grapes, pears, and oranges almost constantly. I've started having apples and pecans with yogurt for breakfast, grapes with cottage cheese for lunch, eating whatever my boyfriend has for dinner with him, which is usually pretty unhealthy (salisbury steaks with mashed potatoes. he'll eat stuffing too, but that's just too much for me in one meal) and a few hours later for a nighttime snack (or dessert. I always crave sweets at night) I'll have banana mashed up with pecans and milk on top.
