If not, (and I hoenstly suspect that most can eat more calories in fewer meals, do that. ) Focus your diet on complex, quality carbs as the corner stone of your diet. I know, you hear a lot of meme protein shit here, but most people around here and at the gym focus everything on CHON and forget about the number one fuel source in your body. Carbs. Go for yellow peas, oatmeal, and whole wheat/ grain fresh baked breads, squash and sweet potatoes/yams.
Protein, you seem to have a handle on it.
