Here is the deal. I'm skinny, I've got an incredibly light frame and a very fast metabolism. I weight 140 pounds and I'm 6'3. I've tried lifting weights and eating protein shakes, but I really don't know if this is right for my physique.

Does /fit/ have any recommendations what I should be eating/doing and what I should avoid?

Protein pancakes and oatmeal for breakfast. Eat every 2 or 3 hours. Caesin protein shake before bed.
