So I did crunches until I could do about 5 bicycle crunches. Now I can do 30 bicycle crunches, and endless situps with no burn at all. If you do bicycle crunches slow and steady you'll get a much better workout. Situps really really suck. >push ups (aim for previous best +3) Vary your pushups. Do weighted, elevated feet, guillotine, wide, narrow. Add in pullups, bodyweight squats, lunges, and LOTS of stretching.
