Following Crossfit religiously and with burning intensity in all the WODs, as well as doing a sport to actively utilize your fitness in, WILL MAKE YOU A GOD.
Two years ago, I could barely do 10 pullups from a dead hang. Now, I tear up the MMA circuit and compete nationally in wrestling, and started on the school Varsity football team. My workout? A combination of Crossfit, sports conditioning, and alternating between eating to bulk and eating to cut every three months.
