Hi /fit/I'm a bikefag, looking to get into triathlon. Put simply, what can I do to ride faster? I was thinking squats, leg curls, leg extensions, and skipping rope. Any ideas would be appreciated. My first triathlon is in 8 days and I want a respectable time on the bike.
Bike moar, do squats.Also, eight days? Time to rest up, not train more.
you wont do shit in 8 days.adjust your diet so you have lots of energy ready to burn
Best thing for a biker is to just keep biking.Ideally up and down mountains.Also, more pics needed.
Ride up hills in a high gear. In fact ride everywhere in the highest gear, even downhill.
