Inverted push-ups. Rest your legs on a chair and do them that way. Higher up your legs are, the more resistance youll get. Make sure your arms are slightly farther from your sides
more of a chest direct workout. If you keep your arms closer to your sides on the inside, it becomes more of an arm workout. Also, if you can get to a pool, try treading water without using your legs. Thats another exercise. I hope what I said makes sense. Good luck!
