I'm pretty sure I've developed a quadricep/hamstring imbalance issue and I need some help correcting it.Last fall I started at a new university and since then I've been biking to and from campus every day, usually 3 or 4 times. As a result, my quads exploded in muscularity, leaving the rest of my leg muscles behind in terms of size and definition. I'm doing the 5x5 stronglifts routine now, and I'm using correct form and not too heavy weight, but the backs of my knees have started hurting for days after I squat. My question is this: Should I just keep squatting and deadlifting to build catch-up strength and let everything even out on its own, or should I be targeting my hamstrings more intensively to prevent injuries?Pic related: I don't want this to happen.
