So /fit/ I'm really skinny. Average height but around only 8 stone. I know, really skinny.
I eat a lot in a day but nothing I eat helps me put on weight.
I never reach higher than 8 stone 4 pounds, and the morning after a lot of binge eating, I'll shrink down to 8 again.
I used to frequent the treadmill but since stopping that I do no significant exercise.
Does /fit/ have any suggestions of what to eat or what kinds of exercises I should do to put on mass?
