>>96914Throw in some casein (cottage cheese or milk) if you're not having dinner in sooner than 2 or so hours. Whey protein peaks within an hour and eggs within two. Casein tends to peak quite a bit after both and is good for the two to seven hour time frame.

I typically eat almonds, because they have a good amount of protein and good fats in them. Is this a good idea /fit/?
