Anyone tried this? I was going to start on creatine but now some guy is trying to make me get those instead.

Anyone have any experience with NO-Xplode (FRUIT PUNCH)?

I tried a sample when I started lifting. So, I don't know how it works. I do know that it has a LOT of b vitamins. My urine was brown for a couple days. You have to drink like a gallon of water a day on that shit.

My biggest concern is to get an "overdose" of vitamins or something, don't know if that's likely at all.

its basically overpriced creatine and caffeine. BSN is being sued for having no active ingredients in it. dont waste your money.

buy some beta-alanine. take 4.5-5g preworkout, anymore is just a waste. give it a few weeks to load up in your system. the best part is you dont have to cycle it. primaforce makes a solid beta alanine for cheap. your welcome

Wow, the ignorance in this thread almost too much to bear.

Ok, let's get started.

>b vitamins overdose can give neurological problems. don't.

That is completely wrong; you can't "overdose" on b vitamins, you simply pee them out, and that is where the dehydration comes into play.

You should be drinking that much anyway; there is no reason not be drinking less than 1 gallon of water a day if you are active.

Have you ever tried a preworkout pump supplement? If you had you would not be saying that. But, I will cede that your body will adjust to NOXPLODE after a while, and there are other, better products available, such as MRI Black Powder (see listed nutritional facts depicted).

As stated above, yo cannot "overdose" on vitamins, you simply pee them out, which requires one to drink more water (see above).

nutritional info is required to be only accurate to within 20% for each statistic

I actually used the exact same thing when I first started lifting.

Tastes great and did give me an awesome pump, with no side effects. I'm not going to recommend this to you, though, as I don't know much about this subject and I'm sure there are better pre workout supps. out there someone could recommend
