Hi /fit/, my first time posting here
I'm skinny so I need some tips on how to gain weight from you kind Anons
Some info about me:
I'm 6,6 foot tall (that's 202cm) and I have 165 pounds (that's 75 kg). So since I'm tall I would need AT LEAST 33 pounds more (15kg) to look normal.
Now my goal is just to gain weight in order to look good, I'm not after building muscles or getting more strength, and I'm honest about that (my muscles are fine as it is, I just need more mass)

Eat lots and lots of meat.
Tuna
Steak
Pork
Beef etc etc
Try and eat atleast 6 times a day, 3 main meals and 3 smaller meals. Drink lots of whole milk too

Want a tip on how to gain weight? Eat a huge amount of food before going to sleep.

I guarantee you'll gain weight quick though I'm not sure you'd really want to gain 33 lbs of water and fat. Doesn't really make sense to me.

Anything I can do to make it easier to eat so much? Or just force myself to..?

Don't drink anything until all the food is down unless something got stuck in your throat.

Kinda sad how these trolls think they can actually speak for all of /fit/ and give visitors the impression that we're all unhelpful, socially inept, insecure faggots.

Anyway, OP:

That should get you started on the right track.

Good luck.

trust me, I had the worst appetite out of all my friends and family. once you start eating 6 days a day, you will be able to finish all your meals and then still be hungry afterwards. The only problem is $$$$, expect going to the grocery store every day.

You will use the Harris Benedict equation.

http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/

You will consume your maintenance amount plus 500 calories, every day, in four to six meals consisting of minimum ~1.3 grams of protein per kilo bodyweight and not more than 25% total calories from fat, the balance in lean (ie. complex) carbohydrates.

You will gain about one pound in one week and re-figure your maintenance amount once every six weeks or so.

When your bodyfat exceeds your comfort level, reduce to below maintenance and step up intense cardio.

Now stop making these threads :|
