Alright /fit/, I'm 21, I weigh about 80kg (in b4 metricfag), I'm reasonably short (no idea what the number is), and I have a fat-ass belly and man-boobs. I've been doing tons of walking (2 1/2 hours just today), and I seem to be losing mass around my waist, but not my stomach. I've also halved the amount of food I'm eating (I ate a ton before, so I'm not starving myself) and I'm drinking heaps of water. Don't really do anything else in the way of exercise, although I'm more than willing to start.What would be the best way for me to get rid of the weight, and not just pile muscle onto fat? Note that I obviously know nothing about fitness, so please dumb down the dialogue for me so the layman will get it.
