Is there any pro's to working out in the morning (maybe yoga) and then working out later than just working out once a day near midafternoon?

Not really, aside from the fact that you'd be burning more calories.

If it's lifting you're talking about, then no, only do that once on your workout days. Other things like yoga or cardio would should be fine, though. Be careful not to burn yourself out on exercise.

OP here again

I heard that if you do something in the morning than it'll get your metabolism rolling and the afterburn will help burn more calories.

I guess this isn't true?
