Hey /fit/,First time poster.Male.I am 5'8" (1.7272 m).I weigh 150 lbs (68.038 kg).I want to weigh ~ 140.I can bench 165 for two reps.I have pretty well defined arms and my abs are slightly visible. I play soccer and have started to run about 3 miles a day. I need a workout to lose chest fat since that really is the department which is holding me back (no they aren't c cups or anything... just not defined like they used to be). I will take any suggestions whether it is some shitty dvd i can get ripped or something or a hardcore routine you made.pic: unrelated

Do some spot reduction exercises on your chest to get rid of the fat. Close-grip barbell curls are especially good for this.
