Alright /fit/, I've been doing a full body exercise, 3 days a week, for about the past 2 months with endurance cardio 2 days a week, tabata once a week. This week I've decided to do a split, and was just wondering if I could get some tips/evaluation of my setup, and any suggestions. All 5x5 unless otherwise noted
Mon- Chest+Tris
Dumbbell flies
French Curls
Bench
Tricep extensions
Wide hand pushups, 3xfailure on knuckles
Kickbacks

Tues- Bi's and Back
Curls
One-Hand rows
Hammer Curls
Bent Rows
Preacher Curls
