Running = no gain, only pain Anonymous
So, wtf should I do instead? Tried go jogging but it felt like I was gonna die and the limbs were deattaching and falling off. Also the balls kept dangling wildly from side to side. Running is not meant for humans!

You're essentially right. Humans were not meant to do much more then sprint a few hundred yards. Runners delude themselves into thinking they can get away with it forever but it catches up with most in the form of crippling injuries.

Honestly, walk; ride a bike, virtually anything is safer then running as exercise.

That's the beauty of running. You can feel like dying maggots after running for the first time, but a week into it you can do a little bit more each day. Bodies adapt very quickly.
