Hay /fit/ i need some Help

I have no access to weights, or a Gym, I weigh around 178 lbs and am around 5'11. And I really need some workouts to slim down... no necessarily put on muscle, I just wanna lose a couple of pounds real fast and then eventually get some muscle. But slender comes first. Can anyone help?

that's the thing, I was having trouble finding cardio workouts, I know they're cardio but everyone I know doesn't work out so they have no clue what to do.

HIIT is a bunch of new age bullshit. 15 minutes of exercise does not magically boost your metabolism to great heights for 24 hours.

It's barely been studied and most of the "findings" are some of the most biased shit on the planet. It's the Atkins of exercise and it's a BS gimmick.

I actually do it, and I've gotten thinner than I expected to be. It has been proven scientifically, though, although its mechanisms still haven't been expounded upon.
