Hey skinny fags. You'te not eating enough. Be like me.

I eat like three of these motherfuckers a week, 1180 calories each. 90g of fat, 55g of protein, 38g of carbs, and 175% of your recommended cholesterol. Combined with 7 gallons of milk a week.

You niggers best step off, you bitches don't know about my 1/2 pound grill burger

Fuck that. I'm not afraid of bread or auschwitz cattle. I fucking feed on the fear and consumerism.

>>319712
Why the fuck would I eat shit like that? First of all, it looks fucking terrible. I wouldn't serve it to my dog. Second of all, you've got aids.

>>319713
Bulking is for faggots who are afraid of cardio.

If i wanted 1180 calories I'd use a bulking powder.

The cholesterol level is ridiculous. If it and the fat level was about half... Then maybe I'd eat that thing.

I'd eat it if it didn't look like it had been made in some grubby kitchen with dirt on the work surfaces and rats running on the floor.

Skinny fag here. Today I had a huge bowl of oatmeal, two medium sized burritos, PBJ sandwich, bowl of cottage cheese, tall glass of carnation instant breakfast in 2% milk, and crackers with hummus. I'm going to have a lunch sometime soon with friends.

90g of fat? Are you a fucking retard? Do you even realize how bad that shit is for you?

I'd eat shit if it contained pure, unadulterated protein, but I wouldn't eat that burger solely on the basis of the fat content.

OP, you're going to die very soon if you keep this shit up.

OMG FAT IS BAD!
Yeah, the burger is shit, but leave the fat alone. I eat 130 grams of fat each day from my diet and my colesterols is lower than that of my twin brother who does not train or diets.
>> Anonymous
i don't know how much g of fat i eat per day but i can easily find out

most of my fat sources:
grassfed meats
nuts (macadamia, walnut, pecans)
milk and yogurt
fish oil supplement
olive oil and grassfed butter

probably around 100-150g per day
although i get about 150g protein per day and somewhere around 140-200g carbs a day (somedays a lot lower when i don't have fruit/veg available)

good fat isn't bad for you in large quanities, bad fat in any quanities is bad for you though

Several things here.
1) 130 of fat is wayyy WAYYY more than you might need, but every single three days, OP gets 90g of his fat from a burger, and that's not counting other sources of fat that he might eat that day. That is just fucking terrible.
2) There are different kinds of fats, and if your cholestorol is really lower than that of your brother's, it could be easily the fact that you are eating healthy fats (i.e. no trans-fats) and he isn't. The fats in OP's burger are definitely NOT healthy.

There is no way that 55g of protein or 38g of carbs make up for 90g of fat three times a week, sorry.

Actually there are some studies that show increased endurance and better testosterone levels with consumption of saturated fats.

>>319857
Not if you are in a ketogenic diet. And of course I eat peanut butter, olive oil, fish oil

depends on the sat fat

if it's coming from lard/grassfed butter/coconut oil or milk then it's good

if it's coming from vegetable oils and shit then you're not going to be doing so well
