I'll use myself as a example.
I've been working out for a long while, I was a real fat ass when I started but I've worked hard.
My arms and legs shaped up fast, while my core has reduced much, much slower. I've got a great body type for strength and endurance, but I retain body fat on my core and thighs... Its just genetics, and I will have to continue working until my arms and legs have nothing left to burn before I see any good results on my core.
Anyways, how that relates to you? Genetics determines how you loose weight and where....
There is no such thing as location burning exercises either. You can't get ride of fat where you choose by doing certain exercises. So you'll have to risk it if your not happy.
