I drink alot of water rather than any soda / pop. Is there any bad effects of drinking alot of water?

bottled water can have bad chemical side effects, tap is better, and cheaper

I go through about a case of perrier each week instead of sodas and take a camelbak with me full of 2 liters of water every time I go hiking. As long as you're not sweating a lot and losing electrolytes faster than your body can replace them, you're fine.

if you work out in the heat and sweat a lot, drink one (1) gatorade and continue drinking water and you'll be fine.

no, as long as there's enough minerals in it.
Tap water is chlorined in some regions.
but why do you drink so much per day?

Gatorade provides very little benefit. There's also nothing I hate more than seeing a fat fuck chug down a liter of gatorade after using an elliptical machine for 20 minutes.

Pedialyte is far, far better for you, if you can handle the taste. Much greater electrolyte benefit than gatorade, without the awful preservatives and high sugar content.

FUN FACT: They serve Pedialyte in hospitals to people who have uncontrollable diarrhea, and to those who have just undergone severe surgery to balance their electrolyte levels.

Ok how do you drink that much and not piss all day?
When I drink 2L I can barely leave the toilet.
Is this something I have to stick at or is this just how it is?

Unless he works at the steel mill and sweats a LOT then he just have to piss it all out

Water intoxication can occur, which will result in death. This rarely happens, and when it does its usually with athletes who drink soemthing like 6L after finishing a race. A woman in Amerifagland died after winning a "drink as much water as you can without peeing".

Irony at its best.

yeah there is such thing as water intoxication, but that only happens when you forse yourself to drink

OP apparantly need that amount of water, and there are 2 reasons for that = sweats a lot or has diabetes (one of 2 types)
