I feel awful for doing this.

/fit/, I've come to you for assistance. I'm tired of being fat, despite having a relatively good life. The problem is, my man boobs are fucking huge. They are like, B - C cups, and they spread out. Not to mention, my ass is rounder than a basketball.

My age is 26, I'm roughly 6'3", and somewhere around 250 pounds. What are some exercise routines I can do to work off the fat in these areas?

spot reduction is a myth. you have to lose fat on your entire body. to do this you need to follow the simple rule calories in<calories out. Do 30-60minutes of cardio a day and cut your diet down by 500 calories a day. You will lose weight, along with your moobs, slow and steady.

One more thing, stop eating doritos and drinking fucking mountain dew. And before you say "But I don't drink pop" shut the fuck up. yes you do, you're probably sipping the dew right now. Get some self control. Jesus.
