I always feel tired even though I get a good amount of sleep (about 7-9 hours). When I'm awake, no matter what time of the day it is; I feel tired, no energy at all, fatigued and so on. I eat healthy, or at least try to (avoiding any greased up food and all that), I work out two times a week to try to stay in shape, drink plenty of water; so I believe I have a healthy lifestyle. I don't drink coffee, rarely drink any energy drinks, but drink tea at least once a day. I'm only twenty and yet I feel I should be at the old folks' home.Any suggestions or changes I could make to give me more energy?
you have diabeetus
You might have a problem digesting products with yeast. (I think it was yeast anyway)I'd go to a doctor and have them check it out. Low energy can be a serious indicator of many diseases. Better to find out now than later.
