Master Cleanse? Anonymous
Hi /fit/

I have recently heard about the Master Cleanse, and amazing the effects that the detoxification can have on your body. Before committing to something like this, I was wondering if anyone else has done this and if they have any tip/suggestions/comments.

Thanks!

Just drink some green tea.

ITT the body stores massive amounts of toxins and we're all gonna die of colon cancer at 40 if we don't clean it out with expensive products

Waste of money.

In the form of ~3X the antioxidants.

Don't add sugar people, this dilutes the antioxidants. You know that Arizona Tea you thought was smart? No.

The thing about the Master Cleanse is it doesn't seem to be very expensive, since you're not actually eating much. Just drinking like a lemonade and cayenne pepper mixture.

And, I thought this was something short, you only cleanse for like 10-15 days.

Anyone else here have a take on this?

Is this the one that actually adds shit to your body before 'cleaning' it out, to make it looks like it's working and OMGawesome? Almost all of these 'cleansers' are just scams. The best way to keep your body clean is to eat as healthy as possible and drink lots of water.

Master Cleanse is eh pretty cool guy, he kills toxins and isn't afraid of nothing.

On a sidenote: CLEANSING IS UTTER BULLSHIT.
THERE IS NOTHING TO CLEANSE.
Your colon is a goddamn fucking colony of bacteria and that's how it should be.
Cause otherwise you couldn't process food.
There are no toxins storing inside you.
Your liver and kidneys filter them and you piss them out.
Otherwise you'd look like him.
The only thing you achieve with this vaporware is that you destroy your bacteria fauna and get the shits.

Standard bullshit test:

Has anyone ever been recommended by an actual medical doctor to do this?

No, never. Ok, who recommends this? Non-doctors running home practices? Yeah, that sounds more like it. I guess the edumacation those people go through is much better than the one real doctors go through, since no real doctor would recommend this apparently vital and very healthy procedure...

just eat healthy and drink plenty of water, anything else is probably bullshit.
>> RAAAGE !wqLZLRuzPQ!!zo4
FUCKING TRY IT AND TELL ME IF IT WORKS, JUST BECAUSE IT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM, LOOKS LIKE A SCAM AND SOMEONE IS TRYING TO SELL YOU SOMETHING, DOESN'T MAKE IT A SCAM MOTHER FUCKING DO IT.

As said in an earlier thread today. There is no scientific evidence that backs these products. So I'd stay away from them.

Also...>>20665MUAHAHAHAHA Pick related. Rooibos is the best tea around.
