Current I have really cleaned up my diet and I pretty much only drink water or the rare chocolate milk but im just curious if not eating breakfast is fucking me over. I typically get up around 6 and dont eat till around 12.

Eat breakfast, it helps your metabolism.
I've read before that you should eat within one hour of waking up. (I can't back it up with proof)

In my opinion milk is better than water, but you should definitely at least have a breakfast each day.
