Hello my fine friends just a few questions.. I know that alcohol can effect getting fit in a major way is used often but i was wondering is drugs like cocaine, xanax, valium, codeine, mdma and speed would effects things. I know they fuck up your liver but what other negetives effects would they have on the body to somebody who wants to get fit other than the obvious ones?

every drug destroys nerve tissue.
Every flush costs you around 10k brain cells.
You irreparably damage your brain and thus your motoric functions and other shit.

Yeah, but im talking once or twice a week just to get fucked instead of alchohol. Would these be any better on the body in comparison. I dont really care if i lose any brain cells.

to a certain point, brain cells don't really matter; synapses do

you're always losing brain cells, and the brain is constantly rewiring itself

accelerating the loss of brain cells just makes that harder to do

half true.
With drugs you typically destroy special regions in the brain. Exstacy for example targets the memory cells. Do that a couple of times and you remember things badly henceforth.

I would stay off cocaine, mdma, and speed for sure. They will seriously fuck you up, much worse than alcohol. Idk about if prescription stuff like xanax and valium is better, but I drink about 4 times a week and still maintain good fitness.

MDMA, pot, prescription downers, and opiates are all generally harmless assuming you have some self control.

MDMA is not harmless. It destroys memory function.
Opiates harmless? What the fuck? Uh yeah, heroin is completely harmless.

Opiates cause no brain damage. and less liver damage than alcohol. Idiot.

Impure heroin being shot into your veins causes damage to the veins and heart. Parachuting some oxycontin does nothing bad.

Actually, compared to many others, yes it is relatively harmless. The potential for addiction and possible overdose are the only negative effects. Both can be avoided.
