5'9"235 lb.I plan to start jogging for 30 minutes everyday at 9:30am, the goal is to burn fat and slim down to 150-160lb by the beginning of next year.so i wondering, should i eat before or after this exercise? what should i eat?im fucking clueless when it comes to good eating habits, all i ever eat is crap.so what does anon reccomend to eat for breakfast, lunch and so on?i want to bulk up after i've reached my desired weight, but that's for another thread.
Please look through the threads already posted here.Also you better be careful with your knees at that weight. Might want to join a gym if you can and row, use the stationary bike or elliptical or something.
