So for the last year and half or so, I've been pretty much dehydrated. I never think to drink water as often as I should. Every morning I wake up feeling like shit with fucking heat cramps and sweating. I usually then take a nice runny shit.

I am growing more worried about it now, because I've become more conscious about it.

So are there any ways that I can overcome this lengthy stint of dehydration quickly?

For example, it could be diabetes or a kidney disorder. Why come here as a medical first port of call?

Drink some water and eat some fiber. Don't drink shitty tap water either. Try either distilled or Deer Park. Diarrhea is a sign of really bad health, if constant especially.
