I started taking creatine about 3 weeks ago on the 'loading-dose' and it's been interesting. It does give you a little tweak in energy, I've noticed that when you lift, you can go until your muscles fail, with no warning signs of pain. Makes you thirsty as hell though. Any other mis/fit/s seeing similar results?
