Hey /fit/,

I just ate some fucking amazing pasta I cooked up. I honestly think it's one of the best meals I've whipped up in a half an hour. Here are the ingredients:

100g Whole Wheat Penne Pasta
250g Turkey
50g Spinach
200g Chopped Tomatoes
15ml Olive Oil
10ml Groundnut Oil
trace amounts of Basil, Oregano, Garlic, Pepper

I just wanted to know if this is a worthwhile meal preceding a workout?
