/fit/, I need some ideas on what my diet should be.

I muay thai train, and I have recently rejoined swim training with my local squad being thrown right into the national lanes (I used to be a national swimmer when I was younger, this is 4-5 years though mind you.

I train about 3 hours a week on the pads and do some sprint/circuits for boxing. Now im training anything from 10-14+ hours of swimming a week. I'm 5'11 @ 65kgs (probably an ectomorph, but perhaps slightly endo) and I want to bulk up to about 75kg. I am at the moment literally just eating EVERYTHING to get the energy for swimming, but I don't really know if this is what I need to do for anaerobic, or how many calories/protein I should be taking in.

tl;dr, what should an athletic person eat when trying to bulk whilst swimming 10+ hours a week.

I literally have no idea about what kind of diet I should be on whilst training so much anaerobically.
