Here's the deal.- Last weigh in, I was 255, but since doing Tennis practice(5 laps around the court, then practicing or drills) so I don't exactly know what I weigh now, probably not much of a difference since it's only been 3 weeks of it.- I eat Honey Nut Cherrios, other than that, I don't have much options for food.- I drink strictly water, I started drinking Apple Juice, but it's going back to water. May pick up Green Tea again.- Don't have access to anywhere that I can lift weights, so yeah.What should I do to drop my horrible weight, lose my man boobs and fat ass, /fit/?!
Bodyweight exercises. Cardio. Proper diet.
Don't drink just water.Too much of anything is bad for you.Include Orange juice and shit too.
Keep doing tennis. Buy a pair of 25s free-weights and start doing some muscle exercise. Keep drinking water. Eat something other than Honey-Nut Cheerios, eat several healthy small meals a day. I would stick with NOT knowing your weight.
Thanks for the support so far, what do you suggest for eating though? We don't have much healthy shit here as my mom doesn't know wtf is best. We do have lettuce and that sorts, I could get her to fix salads though.
