Not OP, but the only time I have to do cardio is fairly late afternoon, sometimes I just jog for a while, sometimes its HIIT, but when I get back I take a shower and eat supper, then go to bed after about 2 hours. Is it better for me to eat then, or should I wait an hour and a half and eat right before I go to bed. I've always heard that eating right before bed was bad, so I don't do it.
