hmm, i'm going recommend fixing up things in your diet.
Breakfast should be your heaviest meal of the day. then have 1 snack between that and lunch. one after lunch. don't eat carbs after 6, protein is fine.
Look into HIIT. it's when you run (slow) for few minutes then sprint really fast for next couple minutes until you're out of breath then slow agian, repeat. The whole thing should be around 30 minutes.
