Hello /fit/.

I've been struggling the past week with excess skin. The whole time I had myself convinced that it was body fat and did a lot of cardio to try and get rid of it. I went in today and I have a bf% of 9.4 yet it still looks like I have a bad of fat around my stomach.

How can I fix this?

Picture related, it's a picture I took before posting this.

nasty stretch marks, but good work anyway. If the skin wasn't so saggy already I'd suggest dropping a couple more lbs of fat since with a lot of guys that's the last place it sits, but you might need surgery for that if it bothers you. While they're at it they can do a bit of lipo anyway.

It takes two years for your body's skin to adapt to weight loss. If after two years, you still have a problem, you will likely have to seek surgery.

shit man you are still young enough for your skin to bounce back and that isnt that bad. I got it tons worse than you but refuse to let it get me down.

TL/DR; moar time!!

If you must know, I just turned 18 a week ago.

I was getting frustrated with what I thought was fat but then I discovered it was excess skin which made me RAGE.

after seeing these I'd suggest you lose a few more lbs of fat, it seems to be sticking around your waste (love handles). The stretch marks aren't going anywhere so I'd suggest you get a tan

OP, I have to commend you on a job well done, you've lost all that weight and those stretch marks look to me like a sign of a long battle, finished in victory. So don't worry about your excess skin, a few months and it will bounce back into place.
