OK /fit/, summer is here, that means no more school, which means more free time and healthier habits. I'm looking to lose weight/tone muscle. Currently 307 and about 6', broad shouldered and long torsoed by nature. I'm damn strong, but all my delicious muscle is coated in a damnable insulating layer of fat. Major problem areas are love handles and man boobs. I'm really motivated to slim down and look better, and can hold to a schedule.

I'm working 30 hours, all 6-midnights, and other than that, have nothing to do other than game with friends. I'll be cooking almost all my own food, and i'm a pretty solid cook, so I'll just need to adjust to eating healthy, and can manage making it taste good. I eat dinner at work, which is usually fast food or something made on our little outdoor grill, if I can't eat healthy at work, i'll at least try to eat lighter. I don't own any appreciable exercise equipment, and don't want to invest too much, luckily though I live in a temperate area with great public parks, so walking/jogging is easy and enjoyable. Help me work out a good work out schedule.

Picture only vaguely related as my work nametag.

Sounds like you pretty much have everything already set up, you just need some guidance on WHAT to do.
I'd reccomend walking to start it off, possibly jogging. 300 lbs is quite a bit to be running on and will damage your knees in the long run.

I'd recommend packing lunch for work and not eating fast food though.
Some random tips:
Your protein portions will 99% of the time be the size of your fist.
Chicken is your best friend, chicken and fish.
Both very lean, high protein meats.

I've got a pretty big fist, seems like a lot of meat.
