Anyone know how protein effects sperm count?
>> Anonymous
Protein doesn't "effect" anything. It "affects" them. Something able to "affect" will result in an "effect."
Thats all I know about that, however.

Protein has nothing to do with sperm count, it can however help you increase muscle when used along with the proper workouts and working out can increase testosterone levels which can increase your sperm count. So long story short protein just helps you grow muscle.

if you are worried about loosing protein because of fapping/sex, eat like an extra handful of peanuts per day, you will more than replenish your lost protein.
