Whole grain bread, Skim milk or 1% milk, only water, Eggs, Oats(not that instant brown sugar oatmeal shit),
Everything you eat must be LEAN, lean turkey for turkey burgers or whatever get the 99% fat free kind. Tuna, alot of tuna. Also salmon, alot of salmon.
A steak or two a week is fine, try to keep it lean or only make it one a week and get a filet or a ny strip if you must
just remember you can only have 1 bad meal a week this is called a cheat meal
Try to not eat so much bread, and whatever bread you do eat make sure it is whole grain or whole wheat. If you eat between classes and have to eat at a cafeteria or something make your food before you do so
This will take some time and require a little effort but the results will show so fast, esp @ your weight.
