I need more protein in my diet (vegetarian), and I was wondering what a good supplement would be... everything seems to be all "PUMP THE FUCK UP BUILD MUSCLE GRAAAAH" but not really telling me what I want to know... help?

whey protein is derived from milk, which I'm pretty sure vegfags are allowed to have.

Other than that, soy, peanuts. However, your body operates far better off of complete, animal based protein, such as fish, eggs, meat and milk.
