could be a coincedince. how recent did you turn vegan? watch your iron and b12 intake. you will need about double the regular iron intake because vegetarian iron is not absorbed as well as animal iron.

you need to keep your protein level high as well. vegetable protein is not as efficient as animal protein. i would say aim for at least 125g a day if not more. this is going ot be tough

vegetarianism is not really that healthy a lifestyle.
it's a moral and ethical decision that causes more grief diet-wise
