So /fit/, can anybody help me on feeling the bench press in more of my chest, not my arms?

Also how do I increase punch speed.
What are some good compound exercises?

op here: Sorry i forget to say this, when i bench press, i don't feel a real "Burning" or pain in my chest, just barely in my arms. Am i supposed to feel burning, becuase i asked someone at my gym and they said that i must be doing it wrong. I just wanted to get a secound opinion.

for training punching speed, since I don't have an olympic bar for one of the exercises I just use a dumbell and go through the motion as fast as I can as many times as I can. You won't hurt yourself as long as you do it right, which goes for any exercise.
