hi /fit/

so im a fatass and ive come to the point in my life where i just cant stand it anymore. ive always been relatively heavy but im getting out of hand. hopefully you guys can give me some serious responses and help me out a bit

im 6'0
300 pounds
i just graduated high school
i was on the football team junior and sophomore year.
im not weak. i can do my share of pushups and such but after last year i never kept up with my training so ive pretty much gone to shit.
ive always had a good social life and have lots of close girls friends but have never been able to take it to the next level
(typical /b/tard bawww story)
anyways ive come to a point in my life where i know its necessary for me to change.
let me give you an insight to what ive stated to do for the past week.

i dont come from a family who drinks alot of soda. maybe if there is some left over from a family party we throw or something but other than that not really.

but its actually a good thing you brought that up.
every time i go fast food. i order off the value menu. im a broke ass. so anyways, instead of buying a combo or something. i figure i buy 2 hanburgers and fries. which has lead even more to my fatness.
but again to answer your question, i dont really drink soda. more juice if anything

juice is just empty calories, drink water with lemon/lime in it if you need flavor

one double cheeseburger is $1 and almost 500 calories, that shit aint worth it

yeah i know. i was just talking about how i would substitute soda and get another burger instead for less.
but what im really here for is help with a simple exercise routine or something to alternate every night. im pretty commited.

1 more thing
about 6 months ago. i got it in my head that i was gonna get into a hardcore exercise program with my brother the "vegan marathon runner" lol
but i quit it after about a week and a half.
i with past experience and others have told me you cant get used to a diet and exercise program if its too crazy. i was constantly hungry and sore head to toe. i lost my "will" so to say and i quit my diet.
so i just need some reasonable tips thanks

also, instead of any helpful people typing out a whole exercise program. if someone can tell me a reliable website that has them, that would be great.
