So I'm starting to work out now and I'll be going to the gym for two hours ever monday wednesday and friday.

What do you suggest is a good schedule to go by? (Certain body part this day, something else the next day, etc etc)

Obligatory Stronglifts plug.

>two hours

If you're there for two hours and are actually doing something, you're not working hard enough; and that isn't just macho SQUATZ bullshit.
If you're doing resistance training, it more than likely means you're trying to do too many lifts/exercises in one day.

Too long.. maybe for some. I workout for 1.5hour-2hour doing 2 body parts with 2 mile jog in end. Been gaining great results during this cut phase.

Stay away from the machines. Stick to free weights.
