Hey /fit/ what do you think of Ketosis? is it good? is it bad? Is it Healthy?Also, I've seemed to peak doing my HIT routines and I can't seem to 'gain muscle/lose fat' I've plateaued I've tried changing it up numerous times. I've been the same weight for months. I've tried lifting more. I mean hell I work out about a 2 hours every other day. when I'm done I'm still 226lbs and my body fat stays around 20% I want to lose about 5% more body fat. Anyone have any excercises that can help? maybe I'm missing something. I've tried Arthur Jones method. Mike Metzers and The New HIT method. Nothing seems to be working. I intake about 1300-1500 calories a day and I was told by many trainers to not go under that for health reasons. Can anyone help /fit/?
