When i workout anything to do with upper body (except maybe benching) my forearms get tight. They're so tight it feels like I can barely bend my arm or wrist before i'm even done with the workout.why is this? how can i stop it?is it because i need to work my forearms more? are they just week and getting worked out a lot when i'm not trying to target them or what?
