I had the same problem, only I was actually on the verge of being referred to a weight treatment facility. Modify your workouts to include some heavy lifting, and eat PLENTY of protein. I personally get my protein through eggs now ( I eat twelve per meal minus the yokes), but when I was scrawnier I used to drink up to three RTD 51's a day. They are rather expensive, but it worked for me. 150 grams of protein a day just from those drinks helped me dodge the treatment programs.
