1 - nice tits 2 - eat only 100% rolled oats, fat free cottage cheese, vegetables, fruits, milk, eggs, chicken breast, turkey breast, lentils/beans. dont worry about calorie restriction until you can at least not deviate from this diet. 3 - do cardio, 30-40 mins 3x a week or HIIT 15 mins 3x a week 4 - continue to lift weights, focusing on compound lifts (deadlift, squat, etc) 5 - do this for a year and then post pics of your mostly normal looking body
