First Time Gym-User Anonymous
I'm thinking of getting a gym membership /fit/ This would be my first time ever going to a gym to work out. Should there be someone there who will help me with what equipment to use? And what kind of etiquette should I follow?

Don't groan, keep your shirt on, and don't look in a mirror to check yourself out. Faggot.

honestly, as long as you are considerate and use common sense, people won't care that you're a noob to the gym. Everyone starts somewhere.

For some serious advice, actually consider using a trainer once or twice. Yes, it can be very costly but if you've never used a gym before, it'll definitely get out going in the right direction and show you how to use the equipment with proper form.
