Training with weights is worthless. Hooray, you now have tumors for bodyparts. This helps you how, exactly? All that is necessary is agility and stamina. Strength is virtually meaningless, and doing these kinds of shitty 'workouts' doesn't make you stronger. Just makes you slower, weaker, and uglier.
Oh, I'll make sure to avoid that bottles water, whatever it is.
