Well /fit/ I come to you on Day 0. I'm hoping to be able to take the next month to build up some good habits to keep myself from looking like this again (pic related). I'm 21, 6'0", and about 150lbs. My BMI is 20.3, so I'm at a normal weight, but as you can see I'm out of shape.

Here's my current situation:
-Eat 1-2 meals a day.
-If I'm not eating I'm snacking on whatever i can get my hands on (typically soda)
-underhand chin-ups once a day (as many as I can take, 5-10)
-Walk anywhere I need to get to (campus), but I don't often leave my apartment

What I want to do:
-Break my meals across the entire day so my snacks are just mini-meals
-3-5 Chin-ups whenever I pass my closet
-Run/Walk a mile 5 days a week (or bike more)

My gut just snuck up on me because I used to do marching band, get sexed, and ride my bike everywhere. But I've transferred and dropped the band, girl dumped me, and im in a city now so I feel less secure on my bike (not meant for the streets). I also used to unload trailers for target, so I used to have definition to my chest/shoulders. Anyways, I'm not looking to build insane muscles with squatz, or even do any weight lifting. I'm just looking for some way to keep my gut in check (or get rid of it) and try to keep around 145-155lbs.

Any weight loss plan where you decide to change your life for the healthier is a good plan.

Don't come to the internet asking for help. Just try things, see the outcome, try something else if it doesn't work. Nobody knows your body like you do.

If your serious about it eat oats with WATER for breakfast every day.

Admittedley, it tastes of cardboard, but it really keeps you going and is very low in fat and bad things.
