In a way I feel jealous of fatties because if they were to do what I do they'd easily drop twenty or thirty pounds, meanwhile I'm killing myself just to shave off five pounds (of fat, I mean)
Because we are wild animals and out bodies were designed to hold onto fat for survival. If we lost weight easily than we wouldn't have survived as a species.

Exercising in itself is a slow and painful process. It's about breaking your muscles and bones and forcing them to heal back again in a stronger condition. The only ones that actually "like" exercise are the kind of masochistic people that enjoy pain and misery, not normal people.
