Hello /fit/This is my first time here. I was hoping some of you guys can help me out. I really want to gain weight, I'm horribly underweight for my height.6'5" and 140 pounds.Yep, fly-on-the-face-African style.I'm not really looking to build muscle, even though I'm guessing that would help towards gaining weight, I'm just in need of some kind of guide for a diet to rape my body with calories, I cannot find anything on the internet, it's always about burning calories, or things for people wanting to get super buff, which I'm not really looking for at the moment.I just want a normal weight, that's all I'm looking for.Please help?
