What is the healthiest way to lose 15lbs fast also what is an unhealthy way to lose them fast?

a good way to start would be by simply increasing your amount of exercise a little bit from what you are doing now. try not to eath too many fried foods and drink a healthy amount of water. whatever you do, do not starve yourself all day and eat a big meal. this will cause your body to store fat. instead, eat smaller portions more frequently
