/fit/,I currently do a 1 mile run followed by one mile of HIIT (Alternate between running and jogging for 8 laps to make up a mile on a track) since I don't have a watch to time 30 second intervals.What else should I be adding on to this routine for a solid aerobic workout on my days between weightlifting?
