heya mis/fit/s been working out for 3 months now and doing great, but today I just hit a wall. Did my normal 3 miles run just fine, but when I went to go lift weights I just pooped out and had no energy. Is this something that happens every now and then? or do I need to change something/

To answer your question. It is something that just happens.

I mean, there's some sort of reason but it could be a million things. To many days with not enough sleep. Not enough food. Bad night's sleep. A couple bad meals.

So many things.

really, I could be so many things. Just count the number of micronutrients in a properly nutritious diet. The number of combined vitamins and minerals needed in the body daily exceeds 30 different shits. Damn God had to make us so complicated
