'Sup /fit/I walk about 6.2 miles everyday (I walk to my workplace instead of driving) I haven't weighted at all but my face started to get much harder to hold fat in my fingers and my :)The last time I weighted (before I start walking) I was 100 Kg or 220 pound, my goal is to reach 65 Kg or 143 pound, I drink two or three liter of water and I eat 3-4 meals a day (1 small tuna sandwich with no mayonnaise)How can I accelerate my weight losing process?

Sounds about right dude.If you lose weight too quickly you'll end up with flaps of skin and all that.If you can see results, you're doing it right. Well done. Don't let anyone troll you.
