Dear /fit/,My personal trainer said that cardio burns calories for 24 hours, and resistance training burns them for 72 hours. So I've been going to the gym every day and doing cardio, and every three days I work a different muscle group. So say, On Monday I'll do cardio and work my arms and shoulders, then Tuesday and Wednesday I'll just do cardio, then on Thursday I'll work my legs, etc and so forth. Is this an effective method?
