Lunges Anonymous
I seem to see alot of girls doing this excercise. Is it worth doing really?
I already have the squat and the deadlift down, are lunges going to give me anything new? Like an extreme glute work-out? (With a proper weight of course)

My gym has these on different levels for some reason, not that I mind climbing stairs, obviously.

a BB is fine but I prefer DBs because they strain your traps pretty well

the shit is intense, and like anon said it is frustrating due to balancing issues.
i do them after doing my deadlifts, squats, leg extensions and curls, inner and outer thigh exercises and calf raises.
basically reassuring i'm tenderized.
