Boxing thread, /fit/.

1. How good of a cardio workout would you say boxing makes compared to running?

2. What kind of muscles do you work while boxing and will you gain any muscle purely from bag work?

3. Uh... i guess that's it actually but i guess we could have some general boxing discussion in here too?

1. Boxing and running are nowhere on the same level of cardio, normaly Boxers run for better resistance in a boxing match.

2.You work out everything while boxing but I wouldn't recomend only boxing and not exercising. You're going to need strength to box and more importantly you're going to need to gain it.
