Hey /fit/ first time poster, here's my question:

How does I lose weight and still keep muscle?

I'm a loser fatass, 260 lbs, 5'6, size 38 pants
I squat 500, calf press 1000, but can only bench 175 on good days.

I wanna know cause I'm trying to lower my weight o under 200, while not losing my legs. I spent a long time trying to get them back and I'd hate to lose them again.

I'm sure you do.

Anyways, to lose weight and keep muscle, you need to have a diet with a caloric deficit to your BMR, continue to lift weights, and make sure you get at least 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight.

It's the same as gaining muscle, but with a calorie deficit instead of surplus.
