I am at a plateau in my gains, I have been stuck at 170lbs for the past few weeks how can I gain, other then eating more?

Switch up your routine.

If you do 3 day split go back to full-body exercises. If you do 3 sets of 10 try 4 sets of 6. Learn some new exercise motions.
