Hard Gainer's Workout Anonymous
Here is my proposed 3-day split for hard-gainers. Most of it can be done with dumbbells, but the squats really require a bar and rack, or a big as backpack + dumbbells.

All the lower body and lower back work is focused more on strength gains, while the upper body work is focused on size gains.

You'll need to take a protein supplement shake after each workout, and the next morning with your normal breakfast. You'll also want to take a fish oil supplement, and boost your general caloric intake, with emphasis on 1g of protein per body lb each day..
