Done tore up my 'tator Anonymous
Ok, fits. I have been doing 5x5 for two months. . I have a tear in my rotator cuff tendon. My shoulder even goes clunk when I am doing pushups if it is particularly inflamed.

So I have found some rotator cuff exercises that will help strengthen the rotator cuff support muscles, but I dont know what to do about continuing my progress from skinnyfat to warrior in the meantime.

I could:

1.) Take ibuprofen for the inflamation, and do the therapy exercises, but continue the stronglifts 5x5 with better form, staying at my current levels for a few weeks.

2.) Continue the stronglifts, but omit pullups, overhead press, and bench, and maybe replace with some lighter curls and kickbacks or something.

3.) Concentrate on cutting some body fat for a few weeks - just doing squats, reverse-crunches, running, and the therapy exercises.
