Dear Customer,
We have been manufacturing Folstaxan for the last month. However, one of the seven different pharmaceutical service organizations that are involved with the production of Folstaxan has made a grievous error. Specifically, they were contracted to make 100 liters a day of material we need for production. For some unknown reason, they only have the capacity to make 11 liters a day - at an epic cost. Unfortunately, they are the only vendor/partner that can produce what we need. We are helping them increase their capacity. To be specific, we are helping them order and install a large pharmaceutical constant flow centrifuge, and by ordering equipment to increase their Microfiltration capacity by 6 fold. It would be wrong to estimate how long it will take to deliver and install the equipment. Also, Folstaxan (product) will need to be QA'ed after a batch is run with new equipment. The delay is unknown at this time. As you can see, this is the most difficult to manufacture product in the history of the supplement industry. I hope the detail of this answer illustrates why we are loathe to estimate deliveries and why we are loathe to give detail as to the specific problems. It has been a series of set backs, such as this, on the part of our contracted partners causing delays. Some due to contractor negligence, and most due to just bad luck. I hope you will be patient for your delivery. If you wish for a refund, let me know and I will personally send your request to customer service. Thank you again, and I apologize for the inconvenience.
Please feel free to pass this information on to any interested party.
