My college has an olympic pool. I never count though, so I just swim for time. I've done 2 hours straight. Cardio is so damn easy to work up into ridiculous amounts of time, and particularly swimming in that damned ice-cold pool, if I'd stop, I'd freeze.
Then I realized that much cardio was catabolic, and I'm down to no more than 40ish minutes now. I want to look like I train. The last straw was when a dude came up and asked me if I did crossfit.
