The weight just started falling off, I was to a kickboxing class, not necessarily to lose weight, but to learn how to kickbox. I don't have a specific diet, just try to eat around 300-400 calories a meal, 5 times aday (at 9am, 12pm, 3pm, 6pm, 9pm something light at 9pm.. like yogurt, usually skip the 9pm meal, unless im really hungry) also, I stay away from stuff like soda, potato chips and candy. not to say i dont ever drink or eat any of that, but when I do, I never drink or eat the whole thing. i might drink half the soda, then throw it away, or I might eat a few chips, or small candy.
