So has anyone tried this Tyler Durden workout plan? I've seen much speculation about it on the interwebs, but I haven't heard if it really works or not.

I'm pretty skinny and have been gaining muscle fairly fast since I started working out, but I want a body just like this.

Yes. Eating for nutrition, and reading about exercise. That is a fool proof method to get the physique you want (excluding genetic limitations).
