dairy products and paleo diet Anonymous
I'm on a 90% paleo diet right now, I say 90% because everyday i still eat some yogurt and cheese, but that's the only non-paleo thing i consume.

I hear a lot about dariy and why it's not very good for you, anyone more knowledgeable about this know the specifics? I have The Paleo Diet, but too lazy to read it, but if I get nothing I guess I will have to read it.

i've heard a lot of bad things on other forums (crossfit), but can't post because they've denied my access to the forums over 9000 times so i can't ask there, and had to settle for shitbrick /fit/ who don't know anything about nutrition, but i was hoping for the best.

I don't know but I guess it has something to do with the hormones they pump cows with to increase their milk production. Do yeah in a way it could be bad for you but milk itself is VERY good for you.

well, some of the issues brought up were: loss of weight (I really don't want to lose weight 6'2" 166#, but I don't want to gain either), increased performance, less cases of acne breakouts/indigestion/mucus problems

i want to know if this is just person by person, because i plan on getting rid of dairy for a whole month and see how i feel, if i can't get a clear answer.

This is what you really should be doing when it comes to dietay choises. Listen to your body, see how diffirent foods affect you etc. etc.
