hi /fit/ coming to you for some general advice, im 5ft9, weigh 119lbs and have a bf% of around or under 10%. is also me in picture.
question is should i keep doing w.e exercises and diet i currently am on, or is there something more specific that i should now aiming towards not that i have some stregnth and a healthy diet.

You're at a low enough bf% where you can bulk. Specifically I'd recommend you do some lower ab exercises such as leg lifts and hanging leg lifts to build up the area under your belly button. Other wise you're looking fine, just do some low rep high weight exercises.

You most likely have self confidence issues with your arms, so you should do some upper body work with heavy weights and low reps and focus on intaking a lot of food and protein.

You can prety much rest assured that you look better than 95% of /fit/, especially these asshats. If they where actually in good shape and lived a healthy lifestyle I doubt they'd be such dicks to other people who are just as good as them. Butthurt much?

You could bulk if you wanted to now, try to set goals so you know where you are going. That's up to you though.

just eat a lot of food (oats, eggs, milk, chicken breast, vegetables, beans, lentils, peanut butter, etc) and work out (follow a 5v5 routine, google it). up the amount you eat weekly if you're gaining too slow. or, if you're getting too fat, modify it /slow it down / add more cardio. you're a skinny little twig right now, look like one of those 90 lb alcoholic trailer bums

nope measured weight correctly today at gym, i do mainly upper body exercises, concentrating around pull ups, as i ahve a bar at home, i also do a fair amount of crunches, cardio and push-ups, now concentrating on lower abs i thinks.
i have also worked hard to get like this, has taken time, only way that can get good results put the time and effort into it.

nope am 5"9, checked that aswell.
i've done weights aswell, but with having no weights at home ive focused with bodyweigth exercises, or bodyweights exercises and then wear a weighted bag and then do them.

try to do as many bodyweight exercises as possible, if you can do 200 plus push ups, aim for 200 plus handstand pushups. if you can do 200+ situps do 200+ 110degree situps. if you want to do back and legs do hindu squats and ledge sits.

I don't know why you're all so shocked that he's so light. He's just really scrawny, v. low bodyfat with well developed abs (and not much else). Plenty of "heroin-chic" model types look like that/weigh that much.

The rest of the advice here is sound: if you want to be bigger, just up your calorie intake and do an all-round strength training program.
