also, I'm wondering how I know how much to increase for deadlifts, and squats cos they're supposed to be easier than bench pressing but I'm pretty much all upper body strength so they're not...

Also, i'm doing it at home, so I don't have the equipment for dips ( I have a smith machine, but I took the vertical bars out so I can use it properly without it auto correcting my balance)
