OP here. i'm 23 and have had the same diet i've always had. I've even been eating less lately because of the medication i'm on. But i've been drinking a large amount of beer over the past year. I haven't been gaining weight, but my belly is definitely getting fatter.

running? crunches? situps? leglifts? any other obvious abdominal exercise XD, maybe limit your intake, maybe make reparations and limitations in other aspects of your daily intake to makeup for the calories and carbs in beer. I mean really dude, you don't need someone to tell you this, its all pretty obvious stuff, do a few sets of crunches here and there or whaever, anythings better than nothing.

A "beer belly" is a myth. In that the fat you get from beer is not any different than the fat you get from eating other things.

But beer does have a shiton of calories. About 100-200 per beer depending on if you drink real beer or shitty American lagers. So if you aren't a pussy with no tolerance a night of drinking can easily break 2000 calories.

The only reason beer is making you fat is because it has a lot of calories in it. The only way to get rid of the fat is through diet an exercise the same way you get rid of any other fat. There is no magic here.
