You are what you eat... Anonymous
Okay, let's hear what you weight trainers are eating each day.

Morning - 5-7 scrambled eggs and protein shake.
Early morning - protein shake.
Midday - chicken/fish/beef lunch with rice, pasta or potatos.
afternoon - protein shake
evening - dinner(similar to lunch)
late evening - protein shake

I'm about 3 months in and am enjoying some noticeable gains from following a strict diet and weight training routine.

Same as OP but without the protein shakes :P

I eat a lot of tuna and eggs, drink a ton of milk... loads of fruit and so on.

I really don't structure it throughout the day either. I pretty have a constant train of food going into my mouth except a few hours before a workout. I'm still quite wide for a short guy (5'6) and I actually enjoy wolfing down every piece of protein in sight.

Only problem is my parents keep giving me shit because I'm eating all the fish/milk/eggs in the house... so they have to bulk buy the shit just to keep up with my eating.

Show me one study showing kidney damage or failure resulting from high protein intake in a previously healthy individual.

Oh wait you can't because it doesn't exist.

That's what you need to eat if you want to get bigger and stronger.

think about it: all the protiens in your body are redused to nitrogens. Nitrogens are being excreated through your kidneys, thus straining them more.
Think about alcohol and liver, liver has to reduse alcohol to nontoxic substances that is why after some time it starts to fail... its all the same

Damn im hungry

Good god did you just compare alcohol to protein? Alcohol and protein aren't the same thing. Protein isn't toxic, and is required for you to live.

Processing nitrogen from the protein you eat is your kidneys JOB. That's one of the reasons it's there.

If excessive protein intake strained a healthy kidney in any significant amount you would be able to demonstrate it through the scientific method. No one has been able to do so.
