WTF?

So I got this really classy summer job, and my parents took me out for all you can eat sushi. I ate alot, but not as much as everyone else. I didn't feel hungry for dinner, and did my normal workout. This morning I worked out again and it's nearly dinner time (over 24 hours since my last meal) and I'm still not hungry! I've eaten some fruit and veggies because I should be eating something.

So, in short, wtf? I run four miles a day, why this sudden 'Dun want food...' thing my body is going through? Normally I'm incredibly hungry after a workout, let alone two.

depression, diabeetus etc.

Just eat something and see if it stays for a fortnight or so. After that see a doc.

Don't see an issue, really. Your brain is probably still sending a satiety signal out, maybe caused by the high protein or fat content of last night's meal.

Just a guess.
