im 6'5", 330 pounds. im badly out of shape but cant get a decent exercise and diet plan worked out. help?

Hit the fucking gym regularly you fatass. Cut off all sodas and including diet and any sugary drinks. No pastries no junk food and no fast food. Cook your own meals and eat healthy all the lean meat you want though try and limit the carbs if you can. And cardio cardio cardio run etc
