In addition to>>106901A builds pectoralis major (the "center" of your chest, just to the left and right of your sternum) and B builds your pec minor, the line of muscle that attaches to your humerous (when you flex you can grab it). I may have mixed up the nomenclature there, but I know the muscle LOCATIONS are correct.
Also, B activates a fucking laundry list of muscles in addition to its focus on the pecs, while A just does the pecs, pretty much. I'd recommend doing B with your arms closer to your side, though, since that activates your lats. And activating your lats is the bomb.
