Since I am enormous faggot, I forgot to mention.
Daily I usually follow this routine: Diamond pushups until I lose form Arms less then shoulder width apart pushups until I lose form And basically keep moving my arms a bit further apart each time.
While I rest my arms, I do crunches and situps until I basically can't.
Right after I do some pull-ups, then do as many divebombers as I can. By then my arms are usually dead.
