I have overweigth, I'm an 125 kg and 1.91 m (fuck the english measures, metric system baby) man. I use to do a lot of exercise like a zillion years ago. I stop, and start eating lots of food, making no exercise, and just hanging between computer, television and work.I want to start losing weight now. I start cutting the food I take in almost half. In example: If I used to eat 6 tacos, I eat just 2 or 3 now. But no exercise at day.What would you recommend me to start from scratch?
