Sup /fit/

Im a 6' 150lb male.

I do body weight, and only body weight exercises every other day.

Currently im doing push ups, pull ups, chin ups, reverse crunches, dips, and am working on being able to do a vertical pushup.

What will I look like if I keep this up?

Also, is it healthy to do this every night? I want to do it every night but im warned that working out every day is bad.

Rest is important. Your muscles grow when you rest. BUT i'd say training every second day and rest on the others is just "the best way" to go at it. You might train three weeks of a month, eery day, and then get a week of rest and might end up with similiar, though not necessariily better or equal results. And if it's really unhealthy your body will remind you to rest.

5'9" 150 lbs. (me in the picture)

I also only do bodyweight exercises. Chest, Arms & Back on Mon/Wed/Fri, Core & Legs on Tues/Thurs/Sat, and nothing on Sunday. If you do a full body routine every other day, that's just as well. Like previously mentioned, rest is very important. You just have to stick with it and not slack off. Over time you'll find out what areas to improve or new exercises to try out.

It took me years of experimenting with different routines to find out what works best for my body, my metabolism, and my schedule. I only work out 20-30 minutes a day, always before dinner so I never skip it, and haven't had to make any changes to my diet (I eat a lot of chicken and half a pound of pasta every day). I'm a busy guy & the less changes I had to make to my lifestyle the better, so I found something that worked.

Staying fit is not difficult, just takes commitment. Be patient, keep it up and see how you look in a few months, then you can determine if your methods & goals are in the right direction.
