I recently in a game of football (soccer) fell and landed on my back harshly. This was last thursday - 6 days ago - and for 2 days i couldn't walk for excessive groin pain. After few days this had gone, and yesterday merely kicking a football brought this fucking pain back. Now it hurts like a cunt again whenever i lift my leg, straightened, above around 30 degrees. What excersizes can i do to speed up repair of my groin?
