sup /fit/, I've recently started incorporating some weight training into my cardio routine to break through my plateau in this cutanyway what is a good time to lift? anytime? after I eat?just wanna know if it matters, I would generally do fasted cardio in the morning and didnt know if this works with lifting too and i'm assuming it doesntbut yea tldr when is the best time to lift

When it feels most comfortable to you. Just don't lift on an empty stomach. That's just shit that I picked up from experience. Don't know what the experts will tell you.
