you prob need good genetics, eg a good base like 6'2 260lbs+ of fat. I doubt 5'10, 130s could ever look like that, every with 10 years of heavy lifting.

2- he has a decent physique for a heavy dude, I guesstimate he is around 230s in the picture, only way you're going to pack that much muscle onto your frame is by lifting heavy, his legs prob look like brick shithouses.

i can tell you that picture is either from

www.mtnathlete.com or www.gymjones.com

2 websites you will someday in the distant future be able to do their daily training

i've been doing scaled version of those workouts since mar '08 with a crazy nutritional plan and still can't even come close

good luck

He won't be 6'2" 6' at max I'd say.

And yeah genetics are alot to do with it. Mainly the shoulders If you have a good shape already you should be able to tell even if you're fat or skinny and you can work from there.

Dunno who he is seen him before in Pavel threads though.

To look like him you'll have to be doing very heavy compound lifts. SQUATZ no really/deadlift and fucking heavy, his core looks solid. Bench heavy, and Curls believe it or not in some form for the biceps. That's for your base, you'd have to be hitting alot of HIIT in some form or another as well, Sprinting/any circuit training you can manage that kicks your ass. Eat clean and alot. You'd have to do it in phases if you're starting from nothing. That is to build a very strong core and then work on shoulders and back etc once you get where you want.

In short you'd have to do ALOT to look like him. And people who look like that generally set out to be stronger/faster/healthier not to look godly which is just a by product.
