I'm at least 6' 2" tall and I'm at 140lbs. I can't seem to gain weight. Advice?

I could check those out. Are they expensive? I tried to stay clear of fast food and junk foods lately. They have never seemed to help me.

it usually comes in shake form. you buy a bucket at a time for like $50 or so. I'm not sure exactly. Why not try going to GNC.com and browsing for "weight gaining supplements"?

I'm 6' 3" and couldn't gain weight either.
I was 160 when I started going to the gym 3 months ago. I started taking a supplement twice a day every day and am now 185.

I bought a giant tub of this stuff for about 80 dollars. Works well. Tastes alright.
