Well hi there, /fat/. It's my first time over here and I'd like to ask you a question. I am, what people call, a fatty. Lucky that I'm just overweight, not very FAT. I mean, I can make situps and stuff easily, without my belly interfering. I am about 168cm high and my weight is about 78kg. I am 17 years old. So the question: what exercises should I do to lose weight and build up muscles (my main fat problems are the belly and my tits, so I'd like to get rid of them)? I'd appreciate some good advice.
