for those on a serious diet or attempting to diet, do you believe in a cheat day and if so what do you eat on that day?

sandiegofag here, one of my fav cheat meals is going to wings n' things and getting 5 strips (medium), a large veggies and ranch. Reason I mentioned location is because if you're not from san diego, it's not the same wings n' things chain.

eat whatever you want whenever you want.

of course if you have over 20% bodyfat, then eat healthy for the most part.

I usually have more of a cheat meal.

My cheat day was yesterday. I had satay chicken instead of normal chicken.

I cried myself to sleep last night

Since I'm trying to gain weight my cheat days usually involve me eating a lot of low calorie food that I fucking LOVE to eat, and in small amounts. Enjoy gorging on unhealthy shit while I can eat anything I want. Fags.

I usually have a 'cheat day' of skipping breakfast, having an ok lunch, greasy take away for tea, then drinking myself stupid.

I believe in being smart about food and not designating "cheat days." Rather, when I crave some taco bell, I eat taco bell. I keep track of what I put in, though, and make smart decisions. And I work off the shit I eat.

I always feel bloated when I eat solid food during the day so I just get an egg and some fruit for breakfast and drink juice, water or shakes for the rest of the day until dinner when I get some meat. I don't think it's particularly healthy but I do feel better when I'm eating this way.

Same here. If I had an entire day to pig out, I'd never get back on track. Usually one meal's enough, anyway. It satisfies a craving, and you don't want to stab anyone in the eyes for getting between you and that Xbox hueg pasta bowl.

Endless carbs. That's my heaven.

Yep, except for the fact that at my house, we don't have every single healthy food that I would want. For example, my day today consisted of

8 AM Raisin Bran
11 AM PBJ, tall glass of milk, yogurt, watermelon (would prefer deli meat sandwiches)
3 PM Bagel dog (quick microwave snack, high in fat but would rather something higher in protein/lower in fat.
7 PM Beans and cheese on a flour tortilla, handful of raw almonds, yogurt, watermelon...

I guess I manage okay for what we have. My dad's girlfriend cooks a lot of meals which usually consist of pastas and meat, so that's good. I'm not looking to lose weight...maybe gain a little, but most maintain.
