5'7"-ish and tittering between 175 and 180lbs. was 200lbs back in November. just about stopped eating. Dont do a whole lot of exercise. dont like going outside. when i do eat i take diet pills and do a lot of purging. last night i found remnants of breakfast in my after dinner purge. it doesnt look like im processing foods maybe?
anyhow, im not losing any more weight than this no matter how hard i try.
i want to lose as much weight as possible.

see, but i was eating properly before. eating fruits and vegetables is what got me up to 200 in the first place. i stopped eating like this a few years back and lost a ton of weight, around 40 pounds in a month.

I'm 5'7ish, 130 pounds. I eat mcdonalds about once a day....big mac, large fries, and 6 chicken nuggets..sometimes 10.
I never EVER exercise. I sit on my ass a game most of the night.

First of all. Not eating = horrible for the body. Yes, your body will consume fat in order to keep itself alive...and whenever you DO eat something, your body will IMMEDIATELY turn that to fat instead of processing it normally. Because you are starving your body, ya stupid twat.

You eat. It gets turned into energy. The energy sits there and goes "k use me" You don't use it. The body goes "k, leftover energy we need to store you in case this body FUCKING MOVES. So turn into fat".
Now you have fat.

For breakfast: Eat a normal breakfast.
For lunch: Eat something lighter, mainly vegetables as they don't contribute calories unless you put dressing on it you fat cow.
Dinner: Eat something with enough carbs to ensure you have enough energy for the following morning.

Thats a good start. Oh, and make sure to FUCKING MOVE YOUR BODY!!!!!!!!!!!! Treadmill, masturbate, have sex, I DON'T CARE! You will los e weight when you MOVE GOD DAMN IT. Sick of all these stupid bitches who think they'll lose weight by eating right. YOU ARE FUCKING RETARDED.

Diet pills work too, but they are horrible for your body.

How strong are you? When you starvation diet and don't do anything you lose muscle mass and your base metabolic rate goes into the toilet.

Muscle burns calories, makes you look better, and makes it easier to lose weight when you need to. Real weight, not water weight from dehydration which will make you sick or just come right back.

If you're so desparate to lose weight that you're willing to kill yourself you might as well take steroids.

how many fruits & vegetables are you eating? Do you consider a potato a vegetable? If you're eating something like a salad, do you put dressing on it? If so, how much?

"fruits and vegetables" isn't enough detail.

Now, if for whatever reason you have never eaten anything but good food in good portions, calories in most certainly are less than calories out and you're still gaining weight, then you have a problem. But you are 99.9% certain not to, and I have a feeling its because your interpretation of "fruits and vegetables" includes heavy sauces and starchy "veggies"

First, you need to start eating, and stop purging until you've stopped gaining weight. Which you will. If you start eating after having tried to kill yourself by starvation, your body will try and compensate.
That's only natural. You can exercise lightly once every week during this period, to convert some of the energy into muscles instead of fat.
When your weight seems to have balanced itself, what you can do is exercise more, which wont make you lose weight, but will get rid of some fat, and gain you some muscles instead.
Other than that, eat healthy, no soda, fast food and such shit. Wholegrain products are superior as well, makes sure you don't get hungry as often, but you might still feel like something sweet from time to time. Eat a banana or something in that case.
Oh, and get rid of the purging. It will only fuck up your self image, and your life in general, as well as killing you.
