sup /fit/, ive been doing cardio every 6 days with the 7th day as a rest day w/ a cheat meal and all that stuff but recently ive been feeling fatigued and overly sore, throat also hurts

basically what I'm asking is, other than me possibly being sick with a cold or strep throat, I might be feeling like this due to over training

but doesnt the body only need 24 hrs rest to heal from cardio and such?

i'm considering taking today off too

Do a day of cardio, next day weights.

2 egg whites 1 whole egg, whole grain bread w/ suga free jelly or some oats

something lean + vegetables or fruit for lunch

same as lunch, steak, beef, fish, tuna, turkey, chicken and some greens

low fat cottage cheese before bed

and in between snacks I'll just have some turkey slices, some tuna, or fruit

only drink water & sweet acidophilus(sp) milk
