you look too young for that kind of training. if you're really serious, try lifting pea cans.

I swear I have to post this 40 times a day:
Low carb diets work, but are pretty stupid IMO.

Go here:
http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/
And eat about 500 Cal less than that to lose weight without losing muscle. After about a week you can change your intake as you see fit.

Remember: Cals should come from
20%protein
20%-30% fat
the rest comes from carbs

1g of protein = 4Cal
1g of carbs = 4 Cal
1g of fat = 9 Cal

you need carbs to function. just don't eat them past 5pm.

to gain muscle and tone up, do less cardio and more fat burn (low intensity, low heart rate) to get your blood flowing before lifting. Run only on the days you don't lift. and for now, stay away from supplements. they are only necessary when you have reached your physical limits. starting regiments of hydroxycut/d-bol/creatine before your at your physical limit will greatly diminish your maxes. granted, you'll look good, but you wouldn't be able to curl that baby's cock
