sup /fit/

I was thinking about picking up an exercise bike, but a recumbent one, because I had a normal upright one once before and it gave me shitty pains under my balls after around only 10 minutes of use.

What's /fit/'s opinion on recumbent exercise bikes? And are there any you can recommend?

buy a real 'bent bicycle and see the world bitch... if you must buy a cardio machine then a rowing erg would be superior.

I live in a fucking shitty area, and I'd likely get mugged and stabbed by a gang of niggers, along with having my bike stolen, before I'd even make it across the street.

OK, that may be a slight exaggeration, but if I did it as a very regular thing (like daily), I would probably be thrown off and mugged within a month, at most.

Living around them don't necessarily mean you are one of them.

Maybe they're too embarassed because their fat makes them look ridiculous when running or riding outdoors

I found recumbent cycling machines make my ass and back hurt/go numb a lot worse than an upright. On the upright if you start to feel a bit numb from the saddle on your balls then stand up to peddle hard for a bit, and also look into buying a replacement saddle that is actually good and not just the cheapest one the company could stick on there.
