A Femanon here. I'm ~5'6" and weigh ~123lbs or so. The sad truth is that my only form of exercise is 4 years of DDR (ahem), and otherwise I don't do a lot of anything. I eat not so greatly, and thus have this weird little bit of fat around my entire midsection, you know, upper thighs, belly, ass, etc. I like to exercise, I just find I've become far too lazy to do it.

Usually I eat a biscuit in the morning with some water, during midday I generally eat fried food/water, and most of the time around dinner I don't eat much of anything, and if I do it's likely that it's not exactly healthy. I've cut my soda consumption down by not drinking any during the day, and that's helped a bit.

I have a ton of health problems already, and I'm hoping that by eating better and exercising more, they'll at the very least affect me less. I have allergies to milk, perfumes, soaps, and mosquitoes. I am iron deficient anemic and asthmatic as well.

Advice /fit/? I want a flat stomach... I AM READY TO EXERCISE AND EAT RIGHT. What works for you guys?

>I have allergies to milk, perfumes, soaps, and mosquitoes.

Fitness will at least reduce the symptoms of some things.

>I am iron deficient anemic and asthmatic as well.

Do you take iron supplements? If not, I suggest so. Also, the breathlessness caused by athsma will most definitely be reduced with cardio vascular training.

I personally think the key to losing fat is speeding up the metabolism. In this sense, just eating less isn't a great way to lose fat. General weight, like water and muscle tissue as well, perhaps, but you'll find yourself with obvious drawbacks for it. You sound ideal for practicing a frequent-small-meal type setup rather than the standard three square meals a day.

Try to consume carbs in the morning, ideally before you've exercised. Eat vegetables and fruit whenever you can. Dietry fats are necessary, but I'd recommend most of them come from sources like fish and nuts.

Practice any sort of cardio vascular exercise every other day. Non impact like cycling or swimming if you're unsure, then jogging.

You need to put on a bit of muscle, ever such a tiny amount... and start to eat balanced meals full of protein and calories. Eat loads of fruit and veg too and drink plenty of water etc. yadda yadda.

As for exercise: Hate to say it, but squats will sort out the majority of your trouble areas and benefit your entire body on the whole. Other than that, sit ups.

If I were you, I'd get a full body program going... nothing massively demanding, just enough to tighten everything up and promote better health and posture all over.

I'm not adverse to being more healthy, I've just been this way my whole life and don't really know where to start.

Thanks fellow anon<3

Np. It might seem a little overwhelming, but you're not in bad shape as it is, so you don't have much work to do.

Just find someone to show you, or research it properly, how to do good squats and take it from there. Maybe some crunches, press-ups... maybe even a pull-up bar.

You'll only need to do like 4 or 5 exercises max to shape up perfectly.

You look weak and a little owerweight.

1/ Cardio for burning the fat: 45 minutes per day of stationary bike or 15/20 minutes of HIIT. Once you have stronger legs, hit the roads and start running.

2/ Full body routine to give yourself some muscle. The lack of muscle makes you look flabby. Squatz of course for your legs, crunchs for your abs (still, if you want to see them, you will have to wait some time and do tons of cardio) and work your arms, they seem really really thin.

3/ Change your diet: 5 meals, protein rich (tuna, chicken, turkey), complex carbohydrates (beans, oatmeal), little fat (but still some fat, oliva oil for salad dressings, fatty fishs). Lots of water.

Drop me a line on six months for awesome sex.

I'm not that weak. I have no upper body strength to speak of, but my legs can handle a lot and seem to have plenty of muscle. Does the picture make them look fatty beyond the thigh?

Then again, I'm the flabby one.

I love being active, I just... don't ever do anything for some reason. Perhaps convincing a buddy to do this with me would be helpful, maybe some motivation is all I need.

If you hit the gym while continuing to eat like you currently do, you'll be fine. You look pretty good as is, so the extra tone and exercise will make things great.

>>116783

i'm>>116776, your thighs look OK, but you have almost no calves, squatz would help you but i would also use isolation exercises for the calves (in before BAWWWWWWing, plz note the "also"). Your arms are severely lacking muscle. You really need to work your upper body.

Try to do cardio all days and weigh lifting 3 or 4 times a week. You will need to eat around 1800 calories to maintain this level of activity without starting to burn muscle.

And you already look good, on three months, you will look great and on six months, man are going to start acting like idiots around you.

I'm not one to BAWWW about doing strenuous exercise, I'll get over it. I'm here asking for honest and helpful advice, as I have a sincere desire to improve my body and my health.

I was thinking of trying to dl some videos to do while I'm at home (if I for some reason can't get to the gym/don't have that time), any suggestions? I'm planning on getting to the gym as well, but I'm obviously already a music/dance oriented person, so that kind of thing would probably get me much more into it.

The BAWWWWWing was directed to the board. Everybody here is in favour of free weight, and i'm too, but isolation exercises can also be useful for persons like you, who need to put an extra effort on some muscles groups.

If you are going to work at home, the best cardio is running, way better than bike. You even do HIIT running. Buy a pair of dumbbells and you will be ready to start free weights at home (arms and shoulders), you don't need to use a lot of weight right now, so you could even do some kind of shitty squatz with dumbbells.

Good luck, post pics of improvement for fapping purposes plz.

Pics will be posted, not really for that reason (though it is a little flattering), but they will be posted. Hopefully I'll be able to keep this up and keep track of everything, and not just continue to be lazy and slowly gain weight.

I'm sorry, but there is just NO FUCKING WAY you are 5'6'' and *123*. Just no way.

Maybe the first step to losing weight in a healthy way is to be honest.
