Hello, i've been following a strenght program for 1,5 months now. Here is what i have to say.

I'm training for strenght, but i think i might want to try a bit of bodybuilding. I'm going to college in September and i want to be as large as a door so the fat sluts lust over my cock.

Squats: I went from 90 to 150lbs. I think i am a big deal. I hate unracking when doing squats, it is very difficult. Will it become more difficult as weight increase? Is it a little bit more pain every time i add 5lbs?

How much time can i do this strenght program thing? If i started from 90lbs squats and now lift 150lbs, do you think i'll be able to lift 300lbs by September if i focus on weightlifting instead of bodybuilding?

Also, i have an interest in learning to do Iron Cross. Can i learn gymnastics at my old age (18), and can i do gymanstics AND weightlifting simultaneously or will i become overtrained?

Sincerely yours, Panda-chan

you'll fail. you'll give out the image that you spend all your time in the gym and you're a horrible narcissist who masturbates to his body and is a closet fag.

I don't want to become stand-out-of-the-crowd huge. I'm currently underweight and i want to look like a guy that lives in a farm, you know. Ripped and strong-looking but being modest about it.
