Ok /fit/, tub o' lard here. Im working on losing weight, doing cardio daily, and dieting, but I hear lifting on off days also helps, I dont have any equipment atm, but do plan on buying some as soon as I can afford it *Im poor =(* so I've been looking into body weight excercises to do for the mean time, what are decent bodyweight exercise for your triceps, forearms, and shoulders?

tl;dr fatty needs help building triceps/forearms/shoulders without equipment.

Triceps: Pushups, there's a gazillion variations, youtube's your friend here.

Forearms (aswell as arms and back): get 2 towels (prefferably ragged old ones, don't wanna dirty up good ones) wrap them around a tree, grab both so your hands are at equal height, do chinups, be amazed at how much harder it is than it sounds.

Shoulders: pushups are good, so are handstand pushups (most likely against a wall for a beginner)

So's planche training (google planche, dragondoor had a great article on it)

Also, bodyweight squats and one legged squats are a fantastic exercise for your lower body, which YOU FAILed to mention.
