Hey /fit/. I just bought this machine yesterday for $300. It has about 40 different exercises to do, but i realized that it's weight capacity is only 125lbs which is converted to 200lbs with the pulley system. Up to now, i have been working out with a standard bench, barbell (155lbs bench and deadlift), and dumbell ( 50lb curls and 65lbs single arm row). I started off at 6'2, 150 lbs and i'm now 174lbs. Do you guys think i can still attain a fairly muscular body with this machine's 200lb weight limit or did i completely waste my money?
Sorry about the shitty pics. Webcam lacks the zoom capability.
>>266951you could have bought a bench, barbel, a bunch of plates, a pull -up bar, some dumbells and chalk for that price. You did literally wasted your money but you could have got so much more.
pulleys make things weigh less.
>>266951WHY?we told you to stay the fuck away from machines.enjoy your fail.
damnit :(
why don't you add a plate to the pin when you reach maximum weight limit?
>>266991LOL. Just lol.
Yeah I think you'll be fine. But that machine can't do nearly as much as my $110 on sale weider
>>267049got a pic?
why the hell do people think more exercise = better? more people need to think like a caveman when they're working out. pick the rock up off the ground, lift it over your head, carry it on your back. that's it.
