during wrestling season i drink a gallon of water a day and take in around the area of 3500 calories, and this season i still dropped from 225 to 181 pounds. And its pretty easy to build muscle without supplements if you diet properly for it, that just means eating a shit load of natural peanut butter, sushi, and boiled or grilled chicken with no salts.
Also im just wondering if this is healthy, but my average weight loss per practice this season was 6 pounds in sweat but it was almost all water weight. So it took me about 4 months to drop the 45 pounds and keep it off. But is it unhealthy to lose that much in water weight a day if im drinkin a gallon of water a day?
