I'm a fairly thin or even skinny guy, and I'm mostly happy that way. The thing is I have relatively a lot of fat around my stomach area and I'd really like to get rid of it and get a flat tummy. I don't care about a six-pack or gaining any other extra muscles.

I don't have spare money for much training equipment or a gym pass but I'm sure there are exercises I can do and goals I can reach without those. Can you help /fit/?

You dumb fuck, how does it not occur to you that you should do some form of cardio to lose weight?

The best time to do cardio is around 5:30 pm in the middle of a busy high way.

To rid yourself of fat you need to lower your overall body fat percentage. To achieve that you need to increase your lean mass. How do you do it?

#1 Diet (EDUCATE yourself about nutrition on a REAL fitness board)
#2 Lift weights
#3 Cardio (if and only IF you have time and can be bothered with it, this is more like the icing on the cake, if you have to chose, always go with weights over cardio).

Sorry, but a skinny bastard with a gut will probably never rid himself of it without joining a gym and lifting weights.
