Sup /fit/. I've recently decided to change my dieting habits in order to lose weight and I'm wondering if I should be eating some of the foods I've purchased. Mainly, I'm concerned about mustard, apple cinnamon cheerios, cheddar cheese(in small quantities) and french bread(with generally dipped in mustard). How detrimental would these be to the weight loss process, assuming I keep up a consistent cardio schedule?
