i'm trying to lose calf muscle mass

i've been running about 10 miles a day every three days

i'm not in a rush, just the faster the better

Did you start out fat? I did, and after losing close to 100 lbs, my calves are thick and completely solid.

i've got a light build, small body, small arms, but whale calves. not fat, muscle because at work i push in carts.

since i've been trying to lose some mass, i haven't been pushing in as many nor have i been exerting much effort so i don't keep building up.
