The special things are the little things one dose. Instead of wlaking up the stairs take them two at a time at a run. Don't just stand at the bus stop bored. Due some pull up's on the overhang. Standing in a long line? Due some fucking squats or stretch. Think there laffing at you? Who gives a shit! You can kick there ass for the simple reason you put the extra mile forward (or at least out run them:). Having sex? Make the postion streniuse of pourpose. Built up thse hard to reach places. Working? Smarter not harder may be good for the fat guys of the world....but to be a beast. See a messy pile of heavy shit someone is trying to clean up? Strech out and help. Build some stegnth. In short...The special things are the extra effort. They don't have to be part of your workout to be part of your regament. Your day should be your work out. Your life should be your regament.
