The one thing that I hate about puting weight on is trying to reach my calorie goal. It's hard because healthy foods do not provide many calories in comparison to fatty foods.Can I cheat by eating some fatty foods to make up the difference? Healthy foods just aren't providing me with enough calories.I weigh 134lbs at 5'9. I've put on 5lbs over the last month and I am really struggling. I am trying very hard to eat as much as I can.Today I ate: Two bowls of cereal, a banana, two sausages on bread, two steaks, a fried egg, a bowl of pasta, a tuna sandwich, an apple and I still haven't reached my calorie goal.
