A year and a half ago I was ~195 and 5' 8", over the summer I went down to 170 and grew an inch or two (to 5'10). During wrestling season I maintained 160 and went down to 150 a few times, mostly by cutting (water). Recently (past 2 months about) I gained a ton of weight and am now 175. Still active and in fairly good shape (can do pushups, pullups, run, all that good stuff), but I would really like to slim down for summer. I'm not sure what the best way to go about that would be. How many kcal per day should i eat, what sources, how much cardio/how often, any calisthenics i should do? Thanks for any advice. Pic related, I'm in blue.
