So, /fit/ don't laugh, but I've been doing Tae Bo for a month now. This is probably the only exercise I've been able to stick with since about, ever. (spoiler alert, I'm LARD-I-FULL).They way the workouts are setup, there's on and off periods of setting up a routine, then doing it "double time" in a spastic-fast fashion for about 20-30 seconds...Is this HIIT?also, fish oil?what about eggs?Whole Grains are good or just secret carbs?
