I'm only on week 5 of getting serious about working out, but I'm still not sure. This is what I do on my cardio days (2 times a week, 4 lifting, 1 rest).. is it good enough?- 10 min dyanamic stretching- 3x30 bodyweigh squats- 3x15 push ups- do some high knees and burpees to get my heart really going- 20 min HIIT on an elliptical following ZC's beginner schedule- stretch outgood enough? should i cut anything out or add anything?
