sup /fit/thanks to some thread I saw the other day I've started doing a fuckton of swimming for cardio and i love itbut anyway what can i do to reduce the inevitable awful cramps?just drink a fuckton of water like usual?

And the better your cardiovascular system gets, the less it will happen I bet. When I started weightlifting, I couldn't even put the rubber plates on the barbell to deadlift without my legs starting to tighten up
when i first started i'd get hella sore after every workout. hurt to move.now i just get a bit sore.i think its natural progression.
