so I've started a diet and exericise plan, been eating healthy (chicken and veggies mainly), running 3x a weekhowever my pionidal cyst seems to have come back. I developed it last summer, but couldn't have it removed due to work obligations (and can't now due to school).I'm going to the student health clinic to pick up some anti-biotics tomorrow, but I'm looking for some ideas of exercise that won't irritate the cyst. I don't wanna lose my progress... I've gone from being able to run flat out for five minutes to running for 7 minutes, which sound sdumb, but it's a good improvement for one week and if that rate keeps up I'll be burning a lot of calories if I run for an hour tri-weekly
