L-Arginine, do you speak it? Anonymous
L-Arginine, if you cunts aren't using it your missing out.
I started taking this 3 times daily 2 weeks ago and I can push harder, last longer, and I even feel more solid throughout the day... Sort of like when you just got out of the gym and feel pumped, but always.

It's full of win,
-boost your immune system
-nitric oxide synthesis
-decrease the amount of fat in the body by helping to metabolize protein
-increases sperm count

Know a good natural source of L-Arginine?
OATZ

It's an amino acid http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arginine, and its inexpensive.
Being an impatient douchebag I probably overpaid since I bought the GNC brand, but it was 20 bucks for 120 tablets, 1000mg each.
On days that I workout I take it in the morning before hitting the gym, 2 pills.
Then halfway through my workout I take 2 pills.
And 10 minutes before the end I take 2 more.

It says in the article you can get this stuff from meats and nuts for example

Aren't you afraid there'll be side effects? Where do you buy this?

just busting your collective balls anon, ya know, doing a half-assed job of talking like them gino guys.

I thought so at first, especially since there has been limited studies done on the stuff, but once my body got used to it I could tell it was working.

Lactic acid buildup is a reality, me thinking it ain't there won't keep it from effecting my training. But since I've been taking this stuff I don't wear out as fast, I can push that extra bit, enough so I can finish my sets properly and not get that block when your halfway back up.

I'm thinking of cutting down the dosage, fucking bottle says 2 tablets 3 times a day... But thats 6000mg which seems like overkill... But it was working so I went along with it.

Right now I'm only noticing the pro's and haven't experienced any cons. You can get this anywhere, supplement stores, pharmacies, health food stores.

Most anabolic steroids don't have immediate cons. You just have a heart attack at age 43.

Not saying this is an anabolic steroid, but just because you aren't seeing any problems doesn't mean they're not laying in wait. If it is derived (as is) from natural proteins, I can't imagine there'll be any problems, but beware...

It hasn't improved your mental faculties obviously
also if you wanna be a pussy with that shit fine, just realise that those reps are the chemical not you, you might as well use machines if you want "easier reps"

perhaps
what can i say, sometimes i'm lifting, i want to do a few extra reps and it locks up on me regardless of will power.

and maybe clearly lactic acid isn't what its doing, but its improving blood flow or something since i don't have that feeling as much anymore.
>> Anonymous
>>339806
you would need around 40 grams of arginine injected directly to your bloodstream to see an increase in blood flow.

and i don't really give a shit if you take arginine or not
its certainly not going to hurt you anyway(as long as its not part of an NO supp(although that has nothing to do with the arginine))
but that 20 bucks could have been better spent on a blowjob from an asian hooker

20 bucks for a blowjob? good fucking rates.
well the placebo effect is more effective then i could imagine then.

THANK YOU. for fucks sake, how dumb are you OP? oral arginine does not increase vasodilation. I wish I knew who you are so I could switch all of your arginine caps with sugar pills and see the same results.

so...arginine... does nothing... at all?
>> Anonymous
>>339878
no, it is an important amino acid needed for several bodily functions. however, unless you are deficient (which means you are most likely not eating enough protein), l-arginine supplementation yields no positive results for athlete performance
