Hey mis/fit/s

Since finals ended a week and a half ago, I figured I'd not be lazy and start working out a little. I've been doing so from my apartment, and so far I've been able to get a semi-rounded work out. I've been using a door frame for pull-ups, doing dips on the staircase outside me room, push-ups, crunches, and have been using a backpack full of books for what one would use a barbell for.

So, got any good non-gym work out tips?

I ride a bicycle for my main mode of transportation... I think I may already have that base covered.

Not at all. Squats are much better and work more areas than bike.

Dont put too much weight on when doing squats, some guy managed to have a rectal prolapse doing it.
