would you recommend a skinnyfag do HIIT or very much cardio at all? I want to get some definition and maybe gain a little, not looking to get buff and HUGE. But I also don't want to look like one of these anorexic runner types.

How would you best go about getting strong and building muscle without becoming a fucking meat head?

Actually I am interested in this...Does cardio benefit me in any way if I am trying to bulk up? It just seems like it would make me have to eat more. I've heard lifting weights kicks your metabolism up just as fast as doing cardio. I used to incorporate 2-3 mile runs but I got a job and now am barely squeezing my normal work out in.
