op here, 15, 6 foot tall, strong legs (i have done 300 pounds on a 45 degree leg press once, but i dont do that much weight on a regular basis) i can get like my fingers above a 10 foot ring, but my goal is to dunk by the end of th year. i have heard losing weight and strengthing my core would be good for my jump since my legs are relatively strong already
