less retarded question...

suppose i can bench press 135lbs, 10xtimes, 4 sets.

what can i expect to be benching in 6 months after training at a moderate level and perhaps some protein supplements.

You're going at this backwards. Pick a goal and shoot for it. If you're at 135 now as a beginner, make your goal 225 lbs in the bench.

that does seem like a nice solid goal, i just wanna know how long this would take, as i'm going to be moving in ~6 months and i just wanna know where i could/should be fitness wise

If you stick to your program and work on something like the 5x5 or Starr's Big Three, I think you'd be able to pull off 225 in six months.

Don't let your form go to shit in search of more poundage or you will ruin your shoulders forever.

mmm.
so i can for sure get my benching upto 185 no prob?
im not concerned too much about the massive weights i can lift, but moreso my overall fitness, definition, and tone.

Can you guys suggest some supplements and what not that would help me in my quest for building teh muscle?

The best supplement is food. Protein powders help lifters who have a hard time getting sufficient protein through their diets; they can also be good immediately after training. I've never used ZMA, but everyone I know who has raves about it (increased sleep quality.)
