First two times, I did 4 repetitions of that. Next two, 5. I'm now on 6. I'm noticing a difference. I feel fucking awesome the rest of the day, and I ate like 10lbs of steak at Fogo de Chao a day ago, and the next day I hadn't gained significant weight.
My body is burning fat like crazy. HIIT FTW
Oh, but I also lift weights.
