Started working out regularly. I did bodyweight exercises including the use of a home chin-dip station, and I ran a 1.25 mile loop around the neighborhood for time. Meaning I tried to run that 1.25 mile as fast as possible.
The RC diet was to lose the fat. The exercise was to keep the muscle, because on an RC diet, your body will cannibalise itself.
