Hi /fit/.

I was just wondering: I think I'm about 2 on that picture. How long would it take to reach number 5 if i do it right with your coaching?

Thanks in advance.

I'd say it takes much less than that, depending on how much someone works out. I'd say arounnd 6-12 months, if not sooner.

So here is my situation. I'm a student and my kitchen is always a total shithole and as such i'm rarely motivated to cook very often and as such my eating has suffered. Is there anything you guys can suggest i eat alot of that is either instant or VERY easy to cook for gaining weight and won't make me HNNNNNNNNNGG? Thanks in advance, a gangly nerd.

Eggs, always easy to cook and you can flavor them a hundred different ways.
I was once just a really thin guy, I tried to eat thing to gain weight, but it didn't work. So I just started lifting weights, once you get some good muscle definition, you'll be dedicated.
Also I suggest get a hair cut and getting smaller glasses.

not without the roids that the OP probably used. Gonna take at least a couple years natural, with a good trainer, strict diet, and a lifestyle that affords you many many hours of workout and recovery time. Can't let a demanding carreer get in the way. Don't take advice from armchair bodybuilders. It's really fucking tiring and the results are painstakingly slow. You need to find out if you can handle the daily commitment it takes before worrying about looking like someone else, or youre just gonna get frustrated really quick.
