so when you guys are bulking or zigzagging do you eat a fuckload?

I know bulking is a calorie surplus but I mean every meal do you guys eat a nigger fuck load? and if so is eating clean the best way to bulk?

I looked at my BMI which is 3k and looking at what I've been eating during my clean cut and the past 2 months of lifting looks like it's not even 2k muchless 3k, so how the fuck am I supposed to get in that much if I'm eating clean

do I just stuff myself?

dirty bulks make adding weight easier and faster, but you end up with some extra chub. Clean bulks are the way to go.

Down a nice fucking 1800 calorie shake in the morning, and eat as you normally do for the rest of the day. It gets you in the right area.
