So /fit/, I used to routinely exercise and work out, but about a month ago, I had to undergo surgery, specifically an appendectomy. Now, I was told not to work out until for around three months, though others say a year, but my doctor tells me it will be for just a month. I feel okay and stuff, my body doesn't really stress out, though I haven't really ran or jog yet, I do take lots of walks around places as an advice to prevent getting fat. But, my scar still feels pretty bumpy and I usually have this 'feeling' that I have no appendix. Is this normal? Am I in a good enough condition to start working out again? I tried to do some research. Also, I'm planning to see my doctor tomorrow btw.Picture unrelated.
Man that dude is handsome

OP hereYeah, I know the pic is nice and all but I really need the help. Here's another, dunno if it's better than the first one, but it's something, right? So a little help?
Hold your horses. After surgery start low, ask the doctor tomorrow about that, once he gives an estimate, after 3/4's of the time he said have passed. Start with some bodyweight exercises, pushups, body weight squats... shit like that.
