So I'm a 5'5", 138 lbs. female who's trying to lose some fat. I focus on protein and vegetables, moderately on fruit and take a multivitamin. I work out maybe 3 times a week, and get some kind of activity in whenever possible.
But my problem is I'm on Adderall. I usually wind up going around 10 hours without eating, and usually only get about 1100 calories. Is that too little with too far in between? Or is "Calories In<Calories Out= Weight Loss" really all there is to it?

adderall is an amphetamine

if you can't lose weight while taking an amphetamine then there is no hope for you.

I've always heard that you should never eat under 1200, so I try not to. I could go the day without eating easy as anything, but it will supposedly kill my metabolism once I come off of it. Not to mention I just got it prescribed this week.

I think you're the only bitch that isn't taking it to starve herself.

You should lose weight just fine on 1100. If I were you, though, I'd stick to multivitamins and protein shakes.

OP here:
Are you telling me I should just stop eating all together...?

Don't listen to the trolls. You're doing fine. Calories in < Calories out is pretty much the main thing, if you can find a way to eat smaller meals at a more regular time interval it will help you out though. Protip: breakfast should be about 25%-30% of daily caloric intake.
