Enjoy your lack of flexibility.

Yoga helps to keep your muscles flexible, which is a good thing.

stretching works just fine for that, too.

I do yoga and tai-chi movements I learned in a theatre class on off days when I'm not at the gym.

Despite looking a bit feminine, my posture, flexibility, blood pressure, and joints have all improved because of this. Coupled with a good workout plan it completes a full-body fitness.

yoga's been around for at least over 2000 years, there's some really good stretches from it. it should be respected.

I know more then a few lifters that swear by it. Hell. there's one group of bodybuilders that have a routine that relies upon "Extreme stretching methods" to promote hypertrophy.

Yoga's pretty flexible (no pun intended.) there are asanas out there to suit whatever your flexibility needs happen to be. I wish I had more patience for it I find it rather boring :)
