When I want to have a cheat meal, should I just have it for breakfast? I mean, it's better to get all those carbs and calories from a pizza in the morning then in the evening, right?

The Lean Cuisine pizzas have like 300 calories. That's not exactly a cheat meal...that's less than most of probably eat per meal regularly.

Eat your cheat meals at lunch. Breakfast is usually where I get he bulk of my nutrients.
