So I get back from holiday, and find this £80 monstrosity taking up half the living room.

Other than bouncing on it for fun, can you recommend any use for it?
Randomly standing on it for balance or something?

The exercise video has SQUATZ, but lacks CURLZ. In general it's crappy.

it will probably be good for supermans and stomach work.

Place one on a downstairs ceiling, and one on an upstairs floor.

Call it a genius installation art piece, and give it a nice wanky name and sell it for a few thousand pounds.

I wouldn't do squats on it if you lose your balance your going to fuck up your legs

You could do squats on it upside-down without weights.

There's all kind of static/balance training you can do with that thing. I've used that thing crazy loads in physiotherapy for a fucked up knee.

I have a mag somewhere with a bunch of excercises, but I can't be arsed to scan it.

It's only use is if you fuck up your joint and you need a soft cushion to work your joint on.

Example would be pushups. Say you got tendonitis in your left elbow but you want to keep up your muscular endurance during recovery. That stupid bouncy thing will keep the shock from travelling up your elbow during reps. Like doing pushups on soft surfaces vs hard surfaces except this one is an usually bouncy soft surface.

Otherwise set it on fire.
