Sup /fit/

I had my first overnight binge after losing some weight. I was around 180 yesterday morning, and now it says I'm 189. I'm still full from last night. How much of this do you think is just food weight? How can I prevent my body from storing this food up as fat?

thanks

You lost weight then decided to put it back on again by eating the shit food that got you their in the first place? Idiot.

It was a THC influenced event, so anything that happens then would be rather idiotic, yes.

Eating sugar isnt a great idea. It will lower the high and its only use is when you are on a whitey. Back in about February me and a friend smoked so much green i came over all cold, almost paralysed and was about to be sick. We had a bottle of sugar water and i forced myself to drink some of it then lay on the floor. Felt so much better in about 20 mins.

tl;dr - Don't eat sugar foods if you are smoking weed.

1pound of fat is 3500 caloires so unless you ate 31500 calories, its not fat

A gallon of water = 8 pounds. The only way to use a scale accurately is to weigh around the same time each day. Fluid intake can easily alter your weight by 8lb or so; especially right when you wake in the morning. Its probably best to weight 7-8pm or so, a few hours after dinner for the most accurate reading.

It's a mixture of fluid, fat and glycogen resynthesis. Due to the nature of carbohydrates and the way they carry water, a binge (I'm just giong to assume it was a fairly high carb binge) causes massive amounts of fluid and glycogen retention in your body, meaning you can easily have gained that 9 lbs overnight, and will lose it in 1-4 days of going back on a diet.
