Straight question:

I am 17 year old female at 220lbs, 5'11". I get minimal exercise atm. If I row (on a rowing machine) for 1hour per day, and cut out sweets/most sugars, how much weight on average will I lose a week? And this way, can I reduce my body weight to a healthy/average one? (135lbs)

Well the first 2 weeks you'll lose a bunch of water weight, it can be from 15-25 pounds. But after that a healthy amount of weight loss would be 2 pounds per week, nothing more than that.

u dont lose water weight dumbass.

water weight fluctuates depending on how much you drink and you SHOULDNT be losing water weight because your supposed to keep yourself hydrated throughout the whole day

eat 6 meals an a day, row machine what the fuck is that go out and walk or jog, fuck biking too useless shit

walking/jogging/running/swimming only real cardio everything else is for lazy bums

First of all get some strength to type right. Also water weight is 'always' the most weight lost on the first week for someone who isnt much active.

are you stupid lol? or just trying to troll?

you dont lose water weight you dip shit. water weight is based on how hydrated you are and it will never fluctuate more than 2-3 lbs unless you drink a glass of water a day which would literally turn you into a bag of bones because the body is made up of 70% water

let me guess: your a fat ass who just researches a lot about diet and fitness but could never lose weigh thimself right?

OP, don't listen to these homos. hell, one of them is surprised that a 17 year old girl can be 5'11" for cripes sake... They never get out of the house obviously...

You're fat. You realize that. You know the plan. Now get off your fat ass, and make that plan a 6 day a week habit!

1) cardio atleast 30 mins daily. If you can pull off 60, super. Don't kill yourself so bad you quit.
2) Eat smaller portion sizes.
3) eat more times per day.
4) drink more water or flavored water, 64-128 oz/day
5) when you eat, eat non-processed foods when possible
6) say bye to soda & useless treats. I used to buy a honey bun each time I fueled up the car. I never realized it had 680 calories. Now I get trail mix (180 cals) or a diet soda.

Good luck. and don't ask how much you will lose - be happy to stop gaining first - and then going down. You are 220 at age 17, which means if you don't nip this, you will be 300 by age 30. I congratulate you for making the right choice in seeing the need, now it's time to just do it.

no...fucking...excuses
