Antidepressants Anonymous
Guys, Guys. I just had to share this, not sure if its the proper board but fuck posting it on /b/.

Today, after 5 years of using antidepressants (SSRI) and Benzo´s, I think my antidepressant is starting to work. I increased the dosage a weak ago, and now I think its working. This is so much fucking win, even tho I know pharmaceuticals arent great, but for me this truly is.

The SSRI in question is Escitalopram and Im now taking 30mg of it daily.

Also taking 1mg XanaxXR once/twice daily.

Have a good day people, and now that my meds are starting to work im gonna take up fitness to lose weight and build muscle.

tl;dr :My meds are starting to work, Im happy about it.

Damn his stance is narrow. I'm jealous. If I tried to do that narrow of a squat I would fall flat on my face.

much too narrow for my liking. That way he's using his quads too much, instead of his ass.
It turns into a standing leg-press like Ripptoe would say.

frontsquats are the killer exercise for abs.
Go to stronglifts and read their stuff.

Anyone else with positive reactions towards antidepressants?

Back squats will work abs, too. OP, if I were you, I'd forget about ab isolation exercises and just focus on big compound lifts, which will almost always significantly work your core anyway.
