Nutrition Programs Anonymous
Sup /fit/

Has anyone tried to use any nutrition software available? At school I just started using Nutritionist Pro, but it's like 600 bucks, and I'd rather spend that on food, supps, and gym memberships. Is there anything else out there that people have used that they recommend for under $100? One thing that I loved about Nutritionist Pro was its huge database of brand names for food and suppliments, as well as fast food items, etc.

Thanks in advance.

I just use Excel, man. Learn a few cell equations and you can do pretty much anything. And then google can get you nutrition info, OR the actual label of what you eat.
