also, could i look like the hero in pic with just those 2 weights? i'm 5'5, 148lbs with 15% body fat. i know the guy in the pic is tall but i mean relative to my height.

you can do the exact same chest exercises on the floor

for the back, do SQUATZ for upper and mid back and deadlifts for lower back

sorry OP but guy in the pic used two 2000lb dumbbells in the form of cars, AND he had a bench which he benched at the same time he was benching

he also did HIIT for 4 hours a day, 8 days a week, and before he went to bed did at least 1000 SQUATZ, otherwise he wouldn't be tired enough to fall asleep

I just did squats and my lower back is killing me, did I do it wrong?

How far down were you going? And were you keeping your back straight with your head up?

I was going a bit below parallel, I think it might be because I'm unracking the weight wrong or something, because thats when I felt the pressure shoot down my spine.

Anyways, I lower my ass as if I'm going to sit back on the toilet and I look straight ahead at my pained reflexion in the mirror.

I did some reverse crunches, did a dead hang from the rack, and after I finished my overhead presses the pain was gone.

But for all 5 sets of 5 of my squats my lower back was killing me, even putting the weights away was a task.

Alright first of all if it really was as painful as you make it out to be you should of just stopped. Theres no reason to risk serious injury to finish your sets, especially when it involves your damn spinal cord. Now do you still have this pain?

Yah I felt fucking retarded for risking it, I knew if I didn't flex my abs all the way through the exercise my back would of probably have given in.

Thing is, now it feels fine. I just did a weightless squat to see if that would clench it and it didn't.

The best way that the squat movement was described to me was bending over with your back straight like you were trying to moon somebody behind you.

Sounds silly, but that's all I think about now when I'm doing squats.

lol, I like that.
The important part is your moving your hips back first.

the guy in the pic got to look like that after years of severe al qaeda training on the desert, with hours and hours of intense work outs under the scorching middle east heat , with a diet that consisted of snakes and camel semen
you have no chance
