So I haven't been sick in about three years, and now, after doing a very heavy workout (pyramid push ups from 10-1 and 1-10, the same for sit ups) I think I have a cold of some sort. Runny nose, and I did have a sore throat. What do you think I have, what would be a good cure, and thanks for the help.
