Sup /fit/I was doing my usual cardio earlier; running for about 45 minutes. Anyway it was going really well until I tripped. Now it wasn't anything serious just skinned my knee and part of my arm, but my ankle was kind of sore so I just walked home. Sadly this happened only 10 minutes into my workout, so I missed the bulk of it. Has this ever happened to you? Should I have just toughed it out or would I have risked hurting something else?
