/fit/ Like most people here I'm about to begin physical training soon. Obviously I'm not supposed to go all out at first, I'm supposed to start off slow. I know.But I dont really know where I stand in terms of fitness . I'm 20 Weigh 220 and I'm 5'11". About a week ago my car broke down. So I decided to take my sisters old youth bike to work. Thing is, my workplace is 6 1/2 miles away. I went there sure, but I barely broke a sweat. It was like 50 minutes. And I thought that I was gonna be sore for a couple days but I didn't feel shit. I was fine. I don't think I'm completely sedentary. I do move around and carry heavy shit at work. But far from fit I think.Where should I start?
