ITT: Sports gear, equipment and attire.Good and bad, let people know what they should and should not be buying.I'll start with the humble sneaker.Every fitness routine should include some running or cycling (minus that, swimming) so you need a proper running shoe. With a regular flat soled sneaker, you're gonna cause damage to your ligaments and your ankles, and it will hinder your progress.I've been running in Asics for about 4 years now and I love them. I picked up my pair for £45 (bout 70 bucks) but prices range in both directions heavily. They give great support, great bounce, great flexibility and breathe very well. Switching to these was the end of blisters, foot aches and problems leading to shin splints. All in all, I'd highly reccomend them.
