sup /fit/ I've been pigging out most of break and it seems I've gained about five pounds (yuck) I'm going to be going back to work soon - so I won't be having the time to vegetate and eat all day. Plus I'll be doing lots of cardio... any tips to help me deal with sugar/carb cravings?

Drink water every time you feel like those sorts of foods.

Or replace them with things like nuts that you can keep in your pocket.
