No sleep Anonymous
hello /fit/,

Just gave up trying to get to sleep after 6 hours, I have no work today but really don't want to spend the day tired or asleep.
So /fit/, how does one stay awake besides the obvious (caffeine, working out etc...), as I don't like coffee, don't like the idea of energy drinks (sugar) and I will probably work out anyway.

On a side note, I am a perfectly healthy male with a good diet, comfortable sleeping arrangements and no have trouble sleeping normally. So why, for no apparent reason, could I not sleep?

Drink some sugar free energy drinks, otherwise you will probably feel crappy all day. At least if you drink sugar free ones when you crash in 5 hours will you get to sleep easier because your body has been so hyper
