sup /fit/Ever since I got back from college, I've been famishedall the time. I wasn't underfed at school by any means, nor did I maintain the healthiest diet. But I did lose a few pounds at school and had worked out a fair amount as well when I could. At school I would get by on three meals and a midnight snack though.I haven't worked out in a while though because of exams and my diet also took a turn for the shitty. The scale says I've continued to lose but I feel and think I've visibly gained a few pounds.Am I just no-will fatty or is this another growth spurt, or do I have a cold (haven't felt under the weather)??Last time I took my measurements with confidence:Height: 5'10''Weight: Between 180 and 175 lbspic related, but not me
Oh yea, OP here, if I could lose 30 lbs by the end of the summer in fat that would be cool too.
