Hey /fit/ I'm trying to find some good exercises I can do with my hand-me-down exercise equipment. I have an 8lb medicine ball with detachable handles and a dumbbell set that can be adjusted for up to 25lbs on each arm. I was googling for an exercise regiment but I found a lot of conflicting information. Can you guys point me to a website that demonstrates proper technique and amounts?TL;DR-Gimmie dumbbell and medicine ball exercises!Pic not related.
