skinny fag here, im about 5'7 and weight in around 120.. struggling on the weight.

my dad is about 6'1 and my mom is very short like 4'11..

ALL of my strength is upper body as I have big arms and peks.. but I have really skinny wrist and skinny legs the only thing I have access to is a 100lb bench set in my room

what should I do over the summer to maybe gain some muscle weight ?

To give you a good answer anon needs:

Age.

Current workout strategy.

General summation of your diet.

If you have "big arms and pecs" but skinny wrists, you need to do some weak-point training on your forearms (do isolation wrist curls in both directions).

It also sounds like you haven't worked on your back much. Nobody likes a gorilla.

Oh and though there is some debate, the general rule of thumb to gain muscle mass is to intake 1.7g protein for every pound you weigh. Also, its important that you don't fuck over your weight gain with excessive cardio on your off-days.

You are a fool. OP is tiny and needs to do squats and deadlifts (the deads will do more for his forearms than wrist curls ever could, plus deliver systemic mass building effects).


also, at 120 lbs, OP does not have 'big arms and peks'. he is a scrawny little fagboy.

google 'starting strength,' do the routine, drink as much milk as you can. that is all.
