So yesterday I decided to go running. I have been pretty lazy these last couple months and have also been smoking pretty regularly.

A little while after I started running I started to cramp up a bit to the left and a little bit lower than my belly button. I didn't really think anything of it because that is usually what happens when I'm out of shape and go running...

But now I'm just a little concerned because it still hurts today in the same place. I just wanted to decide if I should go running again today, any thoughts?
