Hey /fit/. My LEFT forearm has been hurting for quite some time now... about 2 weeks. I'll rest for a few days, then start working out the but pain is still there. I would rest it longer, but I'm overweight, and I have a target weight goal that I want to get to by this year. The pain is very sharp (not like my whole forearm, but it feel like its along the bone of my forearm). Anyone ever have this pain? I try icing it everyday and massaging it, but it still hurts like a bitch. Should I go see a doctor?
