You think 10 diamond push-ups, and 20 sit-ups a day is going to shed the pounds necessary to drop weight?
Okay fatfag, I'll throw you a bone.
Get on a strength training program, like Rip's 5x5 , SL 5x5 or Starr's 5x5. This will usually be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
On the days you aren't working out, you will walk on that treadmill until you can jog, and once you can jog you will sprint.
You will eat no more than 2500 calories a day, and only in whole foods.
THE ONLY THING YOU WILL DRINK IS WATER.
If you stick to this routine fatty, you will be a lean motherfucker by the time you're done.
Anyway, I completely wasted my time with this post because you're a lazy procrastinating fat bastard. Just starve yourself and spend mommy and daddy's money on speedballs.
