Hey /fit/ never posted here before. I got some pudge on my stomach that i wanna get rid of, but i'm never motivated. I'm always tired, and feel lazy all the time. Is there anything that can get me back on track and working out?

go into the bathroom, take your shirt off in the mirror. ask yourself (why don't I have a girlfriend, do I look who I am, etc). come to grips with what you decided and then look yourself straight in the eye (via the mirror) and say you're going to change that. put on running shoes and start jogging, or swim, cycle, jump rope etc. gl OP, you're not the only one.

ok them hmmm. I'd hate to be an asshole, but this is the best I got. Pretend that you're with her someplace public (like foodcourt at the mall or w/e) and imagine some jock or other fit person comes up to you two and starts bashing on you. might work mb?

Step 1: Take pictures of pudge, print, and tape up all over the house so you have to look at your fat ass.

Step 2: Cut out caffeine (if you drink it) and sleep normal hours...should help with fatigue issues.

Step 3: Exercise makes you feel better mentally and can make you feel more awake. If you can't be fucked to get your lazy ass out of the chair at first excersize in the damn chair while you watch tv.

Step 4 : Ignore your girlfriend. Do it for yourself.

Do some fun recreationaly sport of something like tennis or basketball or something. Join excercising classes. Pay a membership to a gym so you'll feel even more guilty if you don't lose it.
