so i was doing some heavy squats the other day and a few hours later i noticed that one of the bones on the back of my neck was sticking out. it looks normal when i have my head up but if i put it down you can clearly see it popping up. there's no pain but i'm worried i might have dislocated a veterbrae or something from the amount of pressure put on it by the squat weights. help me.

OP, go to the doc. it could be just a goose egg from where the bar was or something could be wrong with your spine. get it checked out just to be sure
