I really honestly don't see the difference between taking substances for weight loss whether it be diet pills, steroids, whatever else is out there. I'm not broke, or selling my shit to get it. As fucked up as it sounds, I treat it like medicinal use. I'm sorry I can't be so obsessed and think about fitness 24/7 and wonder if my bicep gained 1/9 inch hailing a cab. Not posting here to see where your morals stand, just looking for tips on healthy eating.
