Try to get natural peanut butter if you have the patience (oil seperates and rises, so you have to stir it a lot) because it's healthier. Lunchmeat sandwiches, whole wheat bread, prepare this kind of shit and take it with you. While you're out you can go to wendy's and pick up like 4 chicken sandwiches ($4.00, your metabolism can handle it if you're working out, if you notice negative consequences of this [fat] then simply quit). There are ways. Some people preach on eating shitloads of oats which is like two bucks for a lifetime supply, I dunno, you'll have to google that one.
