Frankly /fit/, I'm surprised.This has proved fruitful after a few short days! I've been reading this board everyday when I get home. The variety of people on this board is a nice contrast to the trolls trolling trolls of the others boards. It's really quite interesting. Heck, I come here for the same reason I took Weight Training in highschool- to watch people.Anyhow, to keep this strictly /fit/ related, I'll switch gears to:Who here casually exercises?When I mean casual, I mean really casual. I only walk 2 miles or so and do some calisthenics and stretches. I generally eat what I want, simply in moderation. A pizza isn't going to make someone a fatass if you don't gorge yourself everytime you have some.
Yeah its pretty crazy, this is the only other board i post on, being exlusivly a b/tard and a fit freak beforehand.It seems people genuinally want to offer good advice on this board... its confusing.Casual exersize? not me! Obsessive Overtraining FTW! wait.. i mean... Tits or gtfo... or somehting... :S
My version of "casual exercise" is footing it places. Most of my friends live with a mile and a half, so unless I've got a reason to drive, I'll walk or run there. Same thing with the store, which is a mile away. Need one or two things? Footing it.
kinda sorta. the university offers plenty of excercise, what with walking all around and all the stairs...But I also do more intense stuff too (some of which is a credited class... :D!)
I exercise to cure boredom, kill time, and get in shape. Lifting weights, doing pull-ups and push-ups, and crunches are all things I do.I also bike around for my cardio, for fun and to get around. Much better than my skateboard.
I hardly have time for exercising nowadays. just lots of walking. as for food, I keep what I can regulated (no fast food/sodas/etc)I've been feeling better as of late
