Both of those are pretty much out of neglect, not being emo.
I don't really care about my hair, so I don't cut it. I really don't do anything to it except wash it. Going to the barber every month wastes time and money. I just grow it out til it's unbearable and then cut it.
and my body came to be by staying inside a lot, not really caring about what I ate or how much exercise I got.
But now I really do care.

I googled and found a plan that was like "jog for 30 secs, sprint for 30 seconds until 4 minutes, work your way up to 15 minutes" is that the way to go? I hear other plans saying do that for 10 minutes right away, but i don't think I have the stamina for that.
And are carbs a big deal? Haha, I can't really imaging not being able to eat rice, pasta, and bread as much as I do.
