And the workout is simple, nothing out of this world. Took me a while to memorize...but that's just me. I enjoy watching the video and doing it along with it, though. Motivates me more.
Anyway, while the workout is not for the legs specifically, I'm starting to notice some definition around my thighs, which is good, too. Legs have gotten a lot stronger than they were. I'm sure you'll like it, just don't give up on it like a lot of people have... I really don't get it. I mean, you can PAUSE mid-workout, catch your breath, then continue...
