I am a lanky male, 143 pounds - 65kg, 5'11.
what i can do;
pushups 15-20
situps [decent] 30-40
squats - none [bad knees but i can still jog fine]


Help me build some muscle!

do the pushups and situps three times a day. When you wake up, middle of the day, before you go to bed. Try to throw an hour long bike ride in the middle of it as well.
