Good evening gentlemen. I just downloaded Ab ripper X the other night and I was wondering, of the people who use it, how often?

I used it once before I realized it's much much easier to get my abs "ripped" via some sort of weighted exercises rather than tedious repetitious pain that's ultimately unnecessary. Kind of like how bench press is better than pushups.

OP here, I'm just lookin for something I can do at home. When I'm at the gym I prefer cable crunches, hanging leg lifts etc.

I do it once every other day....just like any other workout... I like it, and think it works.

Just did the AbripperX a second ago. Advice to others thinking about trying it. Stretch your legs out, a few of the exercises require you to have your leg fairly straight which for someone with tightened up legs like mine was pretty hard.
