Hello /fit/,

I am a fat fuck. Although I have been all my life, this year I was tired of it. I've lurked on here for a while, posted a few times for ideas. In about 4 months of hard exercises I've lost about 60 pounds. Starting off I was about 338lbs and 5'7-8. I am 21 years old and now I just weighed myself today I am 278.

I've been eating oats, subway (Wheat only no mayo a small bit of cheese and lots of veggies), eating chicken tits, very small portion of red meat, a lot of fish, and protien (I've tried both soy and whey, although I like whey better). I make protien shakes each day by mixing oats with hot water add protien with cold water into a full glass and down it like a shot. Frankly I don't like oats plain.

I've been walking, running, playing soccer, lifting weights 5,10,15lbs. Push ups and crunches. I make sure I exercise every single day because now it feels like if I don't then I am beginning to feel lazy and I will be fuckin' ugly and stay a fat fuck.

My ultimate goal is go into the armed forces. Thinking of Navy or Marines. I am wondering from your point of view how I am doing so far? Is there any advice you can give me about food I should try, drinks, or anything that will help boost my metabolism?

tl;dr : from 338-278 in 4 months. Good or Bad?

5-10lbs will do alot for her, it will prevent muscle loss with all the cardio she's doing.

good going OP. just keep what you're doing. keep pushing yourself.

just be prepared for the weight loss to slow down at one point, alot of your initial weight loss is due to the shock to your nervous system, so don't be discouraged when it starts to slow down.

just keep eating healthy, keep slowly increasing your intensity, pushing your endurance and you'll reach your goals.

Lift heavier. You're a girl, you're not going to get fucking built overnight. Looking like a bodybuilder takes YEARS of ROCK SOLID DISCIPLINE, and that's in men who have a fuck ton more testosterone than you.

Saying you don't want to get bulky is like saying you don't want to touch a piano because you're afraid you'll turn into a virtuoso. Dig?
