Well I'd say as much as you can gain. To gain weight you would probably need to take in 2600-2700 calories a day. Maybe use a high calorie weight gainer protein powder as well if you have a hard time putting on the lbs. If you don't lift you should start. As for cardio it doesn't look like you need it yet.
