Hey all. I need some suggestions for working out. I need to lose about 7kg in 2 or 3 months. So far, i run 2 kilometres every 3 days, and play basketball at the court every night now.
Any suggestions for me? and also, know any good butt workouts? Inb4 buttsex etc.

2kilometres every 3 days? if you want to lose more then 200g (i think youre european) you should think about running 10 kilometres every day. or you should make this your goal. there is no way you can lose 7kg with just this

Eat less.
Calorie burn of aerobic exercise is pathetic compared to a relatively small cut in calorie intake.

Running a 10K EVERY DAY is a little rough for someone who's never really done worthwhile exercise before

hey hey slow down, you wrote so much you are probly tired, lay down and eat some macdonadz...
if goal is to lose weight running 7 days a week is good the more the better, also it would be prefferable to include some HIIT
