Low body fat
I'm 19, 175, and work out all the time.

I am in great shape and have almost all the muscle I want, any tips on how to shave that last bit of fat to get some better abs? Already have 8 pack, just want to get something along of the lines of pic.

Maintaining a bf% under 8% is extremely hard work. Usually people can only maintain it for a while before muscle starts to wilt away.

I think if you have gotten this far, you'd know about all the basic nutrition and biomechanics etc.

Because you're probably not going to (and don't want to by the sounds of it) gain much more mucle at sucha low percentage, up your reps to 15 or so, and every morning on wake-up, have a whey protein shake (25g), 300mg caffeine pills, and 1-2L of water. wait 30 mins and do HIIT/cardio.

This works via cell pumps trying to maintain the body in homeostasis while in a hypotonic solution.
