I just did my first fitness assessment for the Australian Defense Force.

Basicly we sprint around a footy oval (400m) did 40 push ups.
Another lap of sprinting. 70 sit up.
Another lap of sprinting. Diamond push ups.
Another lap of sprinting. 40 crunches.
Another lap of sprinting. 30 squats.
Another lap of sprinting. 20 pull ups.
A lap of jogging for cool down.

Now its the next day, my body feels fucked and I like it.
