Is it bad if I eat right after excercising? I'm not trying to lose weight, just wanna get some muscles.

your body needs rebuilding(protein as material) and restockin(carbs as material) after training in order to grow and recover. For a short period after training your body is capable of absorbing more of theese substances than it normally can, therefore EAT AFTER TRAINING

I usually take my protein shake immediately after my workout, then eat a meal about 30mins later.

That doesn't make sense. If you have one part protein and one part shake and then you SHAKE it you would then have one part protein and two part shake. Wtf
