I'm fucking sick of being this wierd skinnyfat shape.

Can someone recomend a daily or weekly workout routine to get me a flat stomach and some muscle definition?

For cardiovascular health, google HIIT. If you think you can handle it, look up Tabata intervals too. This will place your physical endurance for above the general populace's and wreck fat like nothing else. Alternate between lifting and cardio, doing one every other day, and the other on the other days, with a day of rest. This mean three days a week you lift and three days a week you do cardio.

If you start doing the lifting routine with weights, do HIIT, and get your protein, you should experience about a month of newbie gains, which is basically a fuck yeah period where you gain massive muscle AND lose fat.

so you need to gain weight AND do cardio

the two main ways to gain weight are:
1. eat more often than you are eating now, and bigger portions
2. lift weights 3 times a week

if you are worried about becoming fat, you will also need to run 2 times a week.

as you can see, this means you will become very busy running or lifting- so you should decide now if you have the time and dedication to stick to it, or if you just need to become happy with the way you look now- and hope you fill out more as you get older...

up to you- we can advise you as to what to eat and what to exercise but if you aren't prepared to devote your time to do it properly, its just a waste of time im afraid. (you wont see results inside weeks, let alone days)

i already eat ridiculously large amount of food daily, and very unhealthy stuff. And yes I know that diet and exercise go together so I will get a proper diet. The problem is that I cannot gain weight easily. I gain like 5 kilos and then lose than in a week from doing my daily life :\

Ab ripper X and running for the abs and midsection weightloss. Combine that with Isometrics and High intensity interval training for 3 weeks to build up stamina, metabolism and muscle strength and definition. More protein and good fats that stimulate testosterone production (i.e fish oil). Stay away from soy, carbs that aren't in the form of raw vegetable sugar starch (i.e wheat, refined sugar, processed corn and rice.) In fact, see if you can do just fruit and vegetables, and very little grains for 3 weeks. Once that is done and your metabolism is up, start adding in more tubers, and whole raw grains like rice and quinoa and oats and buckwheat, etc, and do more weight training.

what is your weight and height?

Simple routine to follow is just do pushups, pullups and situps every day. I do 30x3 pushups, 10x3 situps and pullups, but I worked my way up to that point over time.

Eat only lean food and focus on protien.

Stick to it and it won't take long to start seeing results. Maybe a few weeks.
