Hey /fit/I'm about 6ft and 266lbs.I've got like no muscle at all, but i've decided to start changing that. I've cut down on the trash i usually eat and started exercising as of today.I went for about a 4.6 mile walk today, took me about 40 minutes which i thought was pretty decent for a fatass that hasn't done any exercise for about 8+ years.Is this true? Or was it a shitty result?I'm thinking of doing this every day of the week, and throwing in a day where i go swimming aswell.Good/Bad? Any tips?Comment too long. Clickhereto view the full text.
