Hey /fit/ tommorow I start going to the gym, I'm not a fat bastard, I'm actually pretty skinny, anyway what I wanted to know is what excercise machines will show me results on my upper body, also, I plan on swimming everyday, but I don't know how long I should be swimming for, I can go for an hour, but I don't know..

use ezcurl bar, curl then reverse curl (going to need a lot less weight for reverse).

benching

idk wut else you can do, but all you need is a barbell to work your upperbody, grats on renting useless equipment that you dont need, lolllllllllllllllll
