/Fit/!! I need help! I go to Berkeley, and a few friends of mine are stopping by tomorrow to hang out. I wanna show them around and we're probably gonna be eating some great great food. Anyways... I'm currently 5'11'' and have gone from 230 to 218 in about 11-12 weeks thanks to alternating HIIT and strength training. I feel great and alot lighter than before. Tomorrow, we're planning to have Oakland's famous Zachary's Chicago Deepdish pizzas and was wondering if I should just starve the whole day and eat the wonderful pizza for dinner? Or should I eat some fruits spread throughout the day until the big meal for dinner? Please help, I've been doing great with losing weight, and I don't want to suddenly gain 5 lbs or something because of the pizza. Pic related.

Eat normal healthy foods, but keep it sort of light. Don't starve yourself, that's retarded. You won't gain any weight unless you quit exercising and lay in your bed.

Contrary to what you might think, yes, you're gonna wanna eat the whole day and frequently--keeping it light, like this guy says. That way you keep your body's metabolism up so that the whole pizza won't nuke your system (at the end of the day, which makes it that much worse).
