Fit, how do you lose weight and gain a bit of muscle? I aint gonna buy any protein or anything, and at the moment, im dieting and am doing weights with 30 mins of cardio. Im 6ft and about 180 pounds.

op here, im a fatfuck at the moment, so maybe i should rephrase to get thinner with muscle.
Well, lift heavy, and eat less, should do it (:it is though harder to gain muscle while getting thinner..
op here, my 30 mins of cardio is the bike machine in my room, which i ride at 20mph and burn about 350 calories a time, is this helping?
