Lean proteins - chicken, fish (tuna and salmon are excellent), good cuts of red meat, turkey, beans, eggs and egg whites.
Good carbohydrates - Oats, brown rice, wheat pasta, beans again...
Good fats - peanut butter (the real kind), olive oil in moderation, eggs...
leafy greens - if you can handle it, just eat a bunch of spinach.
You're dangerously under weight. Do some light to moderate resistance exercise and eat like you've never eaten before.
