Howdy /fit/,

So here's my predicament. I have spent all of the summer lounging around and it has been a fairly great one, but now it is almost time for two-a-days and I'm in trouble. Our workouts are pretty intense and I was wondering what I could do to help me get ready because our workouts start in two weeks. Do you have any suggestions on how to prepare me?

So far all I've done is run a mile three times last week, aaaaaaand.....that's about it. Also I don't have access to weights or anything. :(

I know what you mean. I played football a few years in high school (just graduated). Year before I quit I spent the summer just lounging around and during two-a-days I ruined my shoulder, then quit football. So my advice is quit now, or devise a way not to use your shoulders.
