Hello /fit/,

I'm a 21 y.o. flabby nerd looking to get into shape a bit. I have some weights lying around and seem to be gaining arm muscles (lol newb) rather rapidly. My main problem is this gut I have, I'm mostly looking to get that belly and waist fat off through excersise. Any tips/suggestions/training scheduals/excersises.

Do some crunches, I have a flat stomach, but it's all muscle(can't develop my abs for some odd reason). I've heard aerobics and running can help but I'm not 100% on it.

OP here, I think he means I can burn fat by cardio. Problem though, my leg has been out of a cast for three weeks now, so I can't do running, jumping or any shit that involves using my right foot intensively.

Walking with weights is good. If you do enough walking you not only work out your legs, but the rest of your body. Like your legs working and adding a little twist in your step with work out your side muscles, Not to mention the butt. Don't ever forget the butt guys! :D

But in all seriousness walking is a great start.

But there is something else that I can reccommend, but since you're a guy you might think its odd...

Try belly dancing... seriously.
