Hey /fit/
Went out and bought $150 worth of weights today, as I'm starting StrongLifts 5x5 tommorow, and not fond of gyms.
Problem is, I am without a power rack, preventing me from doing the pull-ups, chin-ups and dips in 5x5. What should I do to substitute them? Barbell set came with free dumbells, if I can use these for anything. I know it won't train the same muscles, but I feel like I should use them for something.

I have no idea how you would be able to replace pull-ups etc. However, dumbbells are pretty sweet despite how people knock em. Do curls, lunges, benchpress. Sure it has it's disadvantages to barbells but for working out at home they're pretty fuckwin.
