I'm pretty fat. Far from obese, but I still have manboobs and quite a gut.
If I go run a couple miles every night (don't feel secure enough yet to do it in the day, always feels like everyone is watching me), and only eat healthy food and only drink water, how long do you estimate it would take to lose 20 pounds?

yeah, won't take long just make sure you don't starve yourself, only reduce your caloric intake by a small amount. also moar protein and less carbs than usual.
