dear /fit/
I'm a 5''10 white male, turning 17 on monday. about 138 lbs. yeah, I'm pretty skinny. Its a pain. so here's my question.
in terms of diet and workouts, how do I simply get... bigger, in terms of muscle, aannddd just general size. I would like to aim for ideally 145-155 as fast as I can, becuase summer is rolling around. I don't like seeing my ribs in the mirror.

I'm not unfit, I play sports, and walk EVERYWHERE... but also have bad teenager eating habits.

if you want to get bigger heres how:

diet - eat as much pizza, burgers, cokes - pretty much anything with tons of fat and sugar

exercise: more eating. do you know how much energy you spend when eating. for example, lifting your arms, chewing your food and digesting it. tons!!!! so dont exercise it'll just burn muscle

in as little as a month you'll bulk up nicely!!!

eat whole grains, nuts, vegetables, and lean meats, eat a lot of them. 5-6 times a day. lift heavy compound movements like the deadlift, squat, and overhead press.
