If you go running in the rain, be sure to come back inside and take a warn/hot shower. That way your body wont just say "bawww fuck, im wet" and make you get sick. If done properly, it will increase your bodies immune system. Also, if you try any new workout that is harder then the one before and you get sick shortly after (with like a cold), it means your doing it right, your body is getting fatigued to where it cant keep everything out. That means you are pushing yourself. Just dont be an idiot. Also, i am kinda like you, bulimic. Just not all the time. Maybe once a month or so. You know that feeling you get after you eat sooo much and throw it back up? THe feeling like you are now doing something better/healthier? Take that emotion, not the words associated with it but the emotion, whatever that may be for you, and put it to a good weight-training session. Remember, your body will use all those calories if you allow it to. Since OP mentioned fat on the bum, I would recommend a good set of assisted squats and go as LOW AS YOU CAN. If you have the back muscles, let your body squat past your calves. Work on it and DO IT SLOW. If you want that nice peach-ass-o-muscle, move slowly. If you can, ten-seconds down and ten-seconds up. Do 8-10reps with 2-3sets. Your ass should be shaking from the exertion. Actually, just try it now; place your hands behind your head, keep your back straight, knees shoulder-width apart, and go down like you are going to sit in a chair. Do it 4-times ten-seconds up and down, and reply to how that felt. Also, when coming up, squeeze your glutes. That will help keep posture and give a little extra burn.
