you just multiply the bodyfat percentage with your weight. that equals the fat in your body. subtract that number with your weight again and that leaves the rest, muscle/bone, etc.
186lbs x 0.32 = 58.2 fat 186lbs - 58.2 = 126.8 bone/muscle
do that for your second weight and BF% and you'll see how your body changed.
