Hey /fit/, testing the waters here. I am 6', and over the last couple years, I lost 50lbs. I started at 170 years ago, made it to 240, and now down to 190. I find this highly distressing and feel like an anorexic. The only PRs I set now are "BW PRs", which are quite Pyrrhic.

How many of you are UPSET by your weight loss? I write this because i so often see people describing 'how much they lost' and are so happy about it, even people my height who weigh LESS than me ask for 'weight loss advice bro'.

Pic attached is me @ 240, preparing for a Strongman Contest. This was the peak, I cut weight for this contest (under 233) to be in the lightweight division.

If I don't eat 3000+ calories per day, I drop from 185 to 170ish in a matter of weeks. If I eat 2500 calories/day? 160 in a heartbeat. I'm 6'.

I have been thin my whole life and it's a huge pain in my ass to eat clean day in and day out. It's easy to eat 3500 calories in donuts, but when you try it daily with chicken and sweet potato, oats, etc., it's not easy. Eating is another job.

I personally don't have goals to be a strongman, but I don't want to be called skinny all the damned time, either. So I feel ya. Being thinner than you want to be has its own set of problems.

I'm 5'8, 155 lbs, trying to get up to 165-170 range. I was stuck in the 140's for a while.

When I'm trying to gain weight and I keep going back down, it's highly upsetting.
