Sup /fit/, I'm 6'2" and 230, and I've been working out regularly for the past 5 weeks or so. This includes lifting for a few hours every other day combined with a sprint/jog routine. I've also been adjusting my diet to include more fruits and vegetables and less snacking and such.

I've definitely noticed an improvement in my health and an increase in muscle mass. I don't know if it's just the increase in muscle but I've also noticed that I haven't really been losing weight. I still have some fat on the belly that really needs to go (been doing crunches like mad), but it's still stuck there.

I've been considering using some kind of thermogenic metabolic pill (Ephedrine-free, preferably caffeine-free too) for the next few weeks to compliment what I've been doing and help myself get to the next level. Has anyone had experience with these things or do you have something else to recommend? Do they cause any harm? Is there anything I should know?
