What's a good thing to have for lunch on the run?

I usually don't have time to eat at home. $ is a factor, and I'm vegetarian.

I usually eat unsalt/unsweetened rice cakes since they are so cheap, and not really "bad", but I'm sure 40 calories and no nutrients whatsoever can't be great for a meal.

Pic related. I eat 2-4 of these a day.

Get some seal-able plastic containers and fill em with something delicious. Take a night out (Monday is mine) and make a large portion of something, Then divvy it out to five containers, and put into fridge. Eat one per day.

Also, have forks in your car (or wherever you'll eat lunch) so you don't forget them when you need them.

No, because some vegetarians will eat the products of animals, while others won't (Vegan).

Aren't avacados somewhat expensive? I've never had them by themselves either, how's the taste?

Someone else, but they're fucking great when lightly salted with vegetable salt.
Also great on any kind of dark breads with tomato slices and goat cheese.

sounds good. If I had those kinds of things around my house my family would most likely devour them. Perhaps I'll try. It'd be nice if I had a fridge in my car!

Cooking the eggs in olive oil and removing the most of the excess will be minimal, and olive oil isn't horrible for you, but it all depends on what your current diet is aiming for.

I wonder how fried eggs work as leftovers? I'd spend some time cooking up like 15 of them if they sat well. If anyone has tried tell me now

GOD I HAVE TO GO MAKE SOME FRIED EGGS.

whatever is healthy for sustainable weight loss is good for me.

I've been a bit too lazy the past 5 years and need to loze sum weightz. Doing exercise etc, just need to get the diet right, and lunch is an issue since I am always in the car around those times.

keep them cold, then use them in sandwiches. they'll keep for a day or two i'd think. three might be pushing it.
