sup /fit/ its the guy form yesterday didn't want to do the 6 meals a day thing but you guys said i had to if i want results so heres my first day. would love feed back/advice on how i did

8AM oat bar (230 cal)
11AM power bar (220 cal)
1:30PM half a chicken sandwich (350 cal)
4PM half a chicken sandwich (350 cal)
7PM 5oz of beef (500 cal)
9:30 ????

honestly i liked it and i felt full all day. i bought oatmeal and am going to make some small chicken wraps tonight to work in there. one question, how many hours should pass between my last meal and bed? thanks for your help

For bed usually 3 hours - 2 hours so you have time to digest it, remove the power bar and replace it with something more nutrious like carrots w/ low-fat dressing, Banana's w/ peanut butter and milk also if thats like all your eating w/ water or w/e drink then thats pretty simple, add some greens with the lunch like a caesar or tuna salad. Shit rox, But seriously more greens.

thats the most illogical thing ever. think about it. your body needs calories while it sleeps. it is essentially an 8 hour fast. know what fasting does to your body? its shifts your metabolism into a catabolic state causing it to burn lean muscle mass for energy while conserving fat stores. on top of that, your body burns more calories while sleeping than while awake and sedentary. protein before bed, no excuses
