What is wall sitting good for? Cuz I have lately been doing 3-9 times 1 minute of sitting against a wall every day except on weekends.

I do other stuff too, but I have been lately wondering about how good it actually is for you.

Guts related cuz I want to be as strong as he is, even if it isn't really possible...

It is a really good workout for your legs, try running some stairs too if you want more of a leg workout.

It's good for your quads/glutes, depending on where you put the emphasis. Push against the wall for quads, push against the floor for glutes.
