A couple weeks ago I did 50 a meter underwater.
I tore a phonebook in half with my eyelids and deadlifted the Ten Commandments with my beard.
I used to feel like I was going to throw up everytime I played soccer,but now I can hang. I can even smoke a few cigarettes the night before and be okay on the field. Not that I do it often.

In may I finally finished the 300 workout. I'd been trying to do it since the movie came out (lame I know).
Been working out for about 2 months straight, and all my friends are getting pissed off and jealous about it because they wish they had the ability to look good without putting in any effort.

I ran a 7:30 minute mile today. New record for me. The last time I tried it was 10 minutes.The biggest problem for me is not really that I get tired, but that I get bored running more than 2 minutes and I just want to stop.
