Saying something won't make you fat because it doesn't have a lot of fat in it is stupid. Carbs and protein will both get turned into fat if eaten in excess. And you SHOULD eat some fat.

Just take a few days off. Get lots of sleep, drink water to stay hydrated and eat moar protein. Don't get lazy though. Just 'cause you're not exercising doesn't mean you should just lounge about all day. Stay active but don't do anything very body stressful. Like going for a walk every day and such. This way when you get back into exercising you won't go "nurfffffh2lazy."
