Start off by doing this NO MORE FAST FOOD!!! NO MORE BAD SUGAR!!! NO MORE BAD FATS!!!!
Eat healthy, cut all sugars (pops, fast food, candys). Try to eat 6 smaller meals a day. Balancing your protein/carb/good fats/oil intake.
I could go into a detailed diet, but, that should give you an outline.
Next learn to love cardio. Start off slow, 30 minutes of a fast walk for a week. Then 30 minutes of jogging another week. After these first two weeks, you'll probley have lost 2-5 pounds (if you kept your diet good) and will notice quite a bit more endurance (less tired after your 30 minutes of cardio).
Then start upping your cardio, 45 minutes, then an hour, then an hour and a half. Max yourself at 2 hours of cardio. You should have the results you want long before then.
But, a side effect of this, is you will get noticeabley smaller. Your muscles will become more defined, but overall, your build/body will become smaller. Just a warning if you start to wonder why the hell you look so skinny.
