Low calorie food is retarded. Eat salads, vegetables, healthy cuts of meat, while working out. A good daily workout consists of an hour of cardio (whatever you want, walking, jogging, jacks, bikes, stationary or not, etc), afterward followed by a specific 1 hour lifting set based on what muscle groups you want to work out (look it up. Pecs, trapezius, bicep, tricep, front abs, oblique, whatever).
