You need more back, lats, arms and shoulders. I was probably worse shape than you at 19 and I'm well over 200 lbs now (ripped), 5 years later, so it's not too late (I'm about the same height as you btw). Just stay focused and work out consistently.
Also make sure you start eating proper. 175 grams of protein is good, but don't be too afraid of carbs or fat either. I'd make sure to have at least 50 grams of dextrose (grape sugar) in my post-workout shake if I were you.
