Dear /fit/,

can any of you healthy, healthy bastards suggest to me a good tricep workout that I can pull off with simply a couple of hand-weights (of moderate weight) and my arms? I don't have the skrilla to go buy expensive-ass weight lifting machines, nor do they have any gyms in my immediate area (read: for the next two towns over, nearly one hundred miles - yeah, no shit).

The rest of my arms are toned to a point that I'm pleased with my own progress, but those God DAMNED triceps are still flabby hunks of shit. I must eliminate them. ASSIST ME, I BEG OF YOU, /FIT/.

if you want to lose fat, eat less and exercise
if you want to gain muscle, lift heavy weight.
if you want to be less of a retard, kill yourself now

Fuck your tiny weights.
Do some tricep pushups (Read: Hands closer together, i.e. diamonds) and increase the incline (and weight) as you successfully complete more reps.

I forgot to mention my weights are actually WW2 British tanks, but fine.

Ditto this. Also, dips between parallel bars are great for triceps and pecs.
