/fit/ I'm 19, 5'7 and weigh in around 108.

I'm happy with how I look but I'd like to gain some more weight. I don't think I've ever broken 114 and that's being kind of generous. My eating habits are really crappy with it not being uncommon for me to only eat one meal a day. I do attempt to stay in shape with push-ups, walking around on my hands, attempting vertical push-ups, jogging, jumping and Dance Dance Revolution (it can be a workout).

What would you guys suggest in terms of meals, workout, etc?

First, why do you want to get bigger? Yeah, bitch, I am psycho-analyzing your ass.

Good question. I suppose it stems from always receiving shit for being so skinny when I was younger.

Ok, a good place to start would be bodybuilding.com or t-nation, a lot of really knowledgable people post there.

Then, decide if you want to focus on strength or hypertrophy. You will get bigger either way, but focusing on hypertrophy will get you there faster, without making really big strength gains, while focusig on strength will get you stronger, but you wont look as big.

Yeah, I guess it wouldn't matter either way.

To everyone viewing I am actually talking to myself.

Or am I?

Muwahahaha.

5x5 Routine with military presses (or clean and jerk/olympic shit), benchpress (if you want), squats (if you want big legs), and deadlifts (you want!). Mix in some weighted dips and chinups after you're done with the big movement add protein and stir.
