I have sleeping issues. One night, I'll sleep at 11 PM and wake up at 7 AM, the next I'll sleep at 9 AM (so 26 hours later) then wake up at 3 PM.

I don't really need help with that, I've narrowed it down to two issues I'll be seeing a doctor for soon anyway. But what is an issue, is that I never know when or how to eat. Should it be different depending on how much and how often I sleep? Six meals a day, 8 meals, 3 meals?

Some help, /fit/?

No. I either have DSPS that is trying to fix itself (since it used to be i'd ONLY sleep after 4 AM) due to my getting more sun in an attempt to get more vitamin D and it's FAILING, or... I have diabetes.

What if it doesn't cut up evenly? How long do I wait before I fall asleep?

Donno lol. You shouldn't be staying up to have an extra meal though.

Also, you should be asleep within 30 minutes, any longer is not "normal".

Once I am tired, I fall asleep within 10 minutes, which is a healthy amount.

well i dont have diabetes, but i eat like 4 times a day and drink shakes between meals, and i eat a huge meal before bed to help me sleep. I cant sleep without a full belly (inb4 fat, I'm 13% bf) . also been on various sleeping meds for the past 8 years, currently on trazodone.
