Okay, so. I stopped drinking pop in an effort to lose weight. I switched to juice, though now I drink more juice than I did pop. I had figured it was way healthier, until I looked at the calories on the juice. It's 110 calories for 8 oz, while a regular coke has like 140 per 12 oz. That means that juice has more calories than coke per drop, does it not?

My question is this: Even though juice has more calories (confirm please) than coke, is it still healthier to drink the juice?

Healthier in terms of nutrition, yes. It's going to give you anti-oxidants and vitamin C.

In terms of caloric intake? No.

The want of colon cancer is one of them.

Don't drink juice if you want to lose weight, it's very caloric (pretty much sugar only)

Arizona is just as bad as juice or soda as far as sugar goes. It takes 1 minute to heat water in the microwave.

juice is for children with sippy cups, water, milk, final destination, no items.
