Dear /fit/,

This summer it seems I have started getting allergic to some kind of grass, I dunno which one. My eyes itch a bit and I have to sneeze WITHOUT PAUSE until I stuff my nose up with some handkerchiefs. Is there a way to lessen/stop the symptoms or even the allergy? Preferably things without 10 kilograms of medicine.

No. Every 7-8 years your body adapts to allergies, for better or for worse. Go buy some Allegra or Claritin

Well, shit. I'll wait 7 years in the basement then.

I take a Loratadine every morning, it's only one tablet a day and by the time it's wearing off in the evening the worst of the pollen for the day has past. Also for eyes you should try boilling water to get rid of bacteria, add a tiny amount of salt to it then let it cool to room temperature [I keep some in the fridge for the whole of summer] and use this to wash out your eyes. You can get eyedrops that help aswell but they tend to be medicated so you can only use them so often, the water you can use inbetween.
Hope this helps.

Thanks. I'll try that.
Goddamn I always thought "Nooo I won't get allergic.".
I hate taking medicine, I guess I'll go to the apothecary's shop and get some advice.
