sorry i forgot oatmeal and a huge thing of minced garlic for stirfrying. Basically your going to eat oats/eggs/yogurt/peanut butter for breakfast and snacks. Eat tuna/beans/whatever for lunch and snacks. Eat stirfried veggies with garlic and olive oil and a protein for dinner. For dessert eat half a bag of frozen fruit.

Drink tea/(NON FAT)milk/water

skinless chicken breast, rice, oatmeal, soy milk (you'll get used to it), wheat bread, peanut butter, corn flakes, raw/steamed vegetables, fruit, tuna (not more than 2 cans per week), sweet potatoes, semen, beef jerky, turkey, pecans, eggs, occasionally cheese if you like it,

Not any more sugar than regular milk.

regular milk has lactose which is fine

soy usually has sucrose or some other sugar added to it which is no no

Maybe I will rethink my decision.

Stick with non-fat milk. Great great post-workout drink. Soy milk is meh...soy protein is an iffy subject. Whey (milk) is far superior. Plus CALCIUM

I drink a lot of soy milk though. It has like half the sugar of regular milk. I was under the impression that sugar was sugar...and I can't find any info on the internet discussing regular milk's superiority regarding sugar content.
