Well, eating lean protein with ever meal every 2.5-3 hours. Fruits should be limited to the morning only as it's a simple carb. You should eat a lot of your starchy carbs during your first 2-3 meals then switch to your fibrous carbs (veggies) for the remainder of the day.

Eating 5-6 small meals a day is better than 3 large ones yes.

Going into it deeper though if your bulking then 3 large meals can actually better, if your not worried about BF% AT ALL, if you are then stick with 5-6 small meals.
While on a cut obviously eating 5-6 meals (or more) a day is best.

Also you should take fruits out of your original sentance, apart from bananas to give energy on a workout day theres no 'need' to eat lots of fruit while trying to build muscle.

No. More is not necessary. 5 meals for women, 6 meals for men is the perfect number.
