I don't get it...

I quit fast food. Nothing for the last 2 months, and I've GAINED 15 lbs. No difference in my intake or output except for the quiting fast food. WHAT THE FUCK.

no, that's just it, I've been eating healthier since then (since just about anything is healthier than the fast food I ate). Salads, fresh made sandwiches, and baked ritz cracker snacker thingys, with applesauce. Damn, this really really sux.

for the record a tablespoon of normal salad dressing is, at best, the same as a can of soda, at worst it can be twice that in calories. diet or fat free only. mayo isnt that good either.

fast food isnt really much worse for you than whatever you would normally eat unless youre on a careful diet. it just lacks nutritional value most of the time and contains more cholesterol.
