Anyone know any wrist strengthening exercises or how to prevent wrist strain? Seems like every time I bend my wrist it makes a cracking sound.

Wrist curls, plate pinches, wrist rollers, also I take an axe and practice swinging it one-handed.

I'm pretty sure it's not. It doesn't hurt or anything, and usually only happens when I'm on the computer. I have a feeling that it's because of my desk/mouse position.
