How do I lose weight /fit/? I know its a very very broad question, but after reading this and that, how I thought you lost weight is apparently wrong.
Is it just eating less calories and lifting weights? Do I eat a packet of oat meal and nothing else? I don't understand!
Any input is appreciated.

Don't cut back on your eating too much, or your body will learn to live with less calories. Just make your portions reasonable and eat round meals, exercise regularly, and drink buckets of water.
If you want to be healthy, that is.
