i'm new here so sorry if i do something wrong!

i basically just finished a course of a med called roacutane for acne. i used to have it all over my face and back and a little on my chest. since finishing, girls are taking more interest in me and now i just want to loose my tummy to really please them. i have a small tummy and carry a bit of weight on my face. my legs are pretty toned due to me being a rugby man, and needing the legs for the scrums!

the bottom line is i want to loose weight safely through a diet. where can i get like a website or program to help me for free?

Diet AND exercise. Just don't eat junk (fast food, fried food, sweets), keep with veggies, fruits, and lean meats (also portion control 1500 ~ 1800 calories a day if you want to cut), and jog/bike for 45mins ~ 1 hour a day. You'll start seeing results.
