Hey /fit/

How long can I expect to wait on some visible stomach reduction if I'm around 17-18% body fat and running anywhere from 2-4 miles daily with a 4-5 mile bike ride as well?

I know it's a broad question - any help will be appreciated.

Very long because sprinting is more effective for cardio than running long distance.

OP here, I've noticed a bit after a month, but not as drastic as I imagined. My running is knocking off about 300 cals a go, and the biking another 200. I figure with the weight training and a bit of a step-up, I can get some good results.
