Hey /fit/, yesterday I woke up with a stiff neck. I didn't think much of it until my headache started. Headaches worry me because I get them very rarely. Anyway I spent the day on the couch and tried to recoup. This morning when I woke up the headache was gone but my neck was still stiff plus my right leg was weak and very painful at the break. I broke it almost 2 years ago, it hurts at the top of my plate in the lower leg. I'm thinking that it's just a typical muscle ache, even though I did nothing to strain myself. Any ideas?Pic Related. No ideas but jesus christ I can't stop laughing at that pic. Holy shit EVERYONE is getting that from me this christmas.
Did you sleep on the leg at an odd angle? Maybe you had all your weight on the break or something.
