No. Whatever time you have the most energy. Keep in mind that it's a good idea to have a nice high carb meal before the gym, and a high protein meal right after, so positioning it right in between two meals is great.

There is no specific time when it is better to work out and it really depends on your body. A lot of people get better lifts in the afternoon when their CS wakes up rather then the mornings. Either way never work out on an empty stomach
