So how often are you supposed to eat?
I hear answers from several camps: Three meals, six meals, "when you're hungry", some say "when you're hungry it's too late", etc.

What food cycle is the most healthy?

I have been using the 6 meals, with 300 calories per meal. Lost 30lbs so far (with exercise). I like it partially because its working, and I have to force myself to eat the last 2 meals. I'd much rather force myself to eat than be starving and limited on my calorie intake.

Just my preference.

Eating smaller portions (like 6 meals as you said) is more healthy. Cuz when you get hungry (low level blood-glucose), your mind gets like 2x hungrier and that makes you eat more than you need.
