right /fit/ simple question here.

Im gonna begin cutting soon as ive bulked up to my standards. I've planned out my diet to be about 700 cals below BMR.

The only exercise i will be able to get is walking to and from college(about 10-15 mins) and possibly there and back again during free periods.

Would this class as cardio? or should i just fuck it and buy an exercise bike for HIIT?

Shouldn't you still be doing weights?

As someone also starting a cut i'm wondering what the best weight routine is, i've been seeing a lot of "continue as before, but with slightly reduced weight" advice, which is contrary to what i always thought.

Yeah, walking is a good form of cardio (just time intensive) but it does depend largely on how you do it, seeing as 'walking' is a pretty broad term.

Ideally you want to be walking quite briskly, and if that means you're only walking for 10 minutes, that's not long enough.
