Alright, /fit/,

I've read multiple times here that breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, and this week read something in Maclean's saying your breakfast should be half of your daily calorie intake or about 600 calories.

My problem is that I can't eat much when I first wake up, and don't have too much time to make a big breakfast.

So what are some good breakfast options to help make breakfast a big meal? inb4 oatmeal, I already know how much you guys cream over it.

McDonald's.

Wake up earlier? It only takes 10-20 minutes to make my bacon and eggs in the morning and I usually make lunch while I'm waiting for the stove to heat up.

Add a fruit or two to your oatmeal. Like a banana. Eggs and sausage are good morning foods. Breakfast is a good time for dairy foods. Look at the image you posted for various mix-and-match breakfast ideas (sans the croussants and muffins gross).

1 cup cereal/oatmeal = 350. cals. approx.
2 eggs = 150 cals. approx.
1 banana = 100 cals. approx.
1 apple = 50 cals. approx.
1 cup milk = 110 cals. approx.

some examples of a breakfast, it's pretty easy to get at the very least 600 calories, I usually get 800-900.

Put milk and oatmeal in the microwave, while it's cooking put some toast on, eat a banana while waiting, then eat the toast and oatmeal, then drink juice. Whole thing can be made and eaten in under 10mins.

It's pretty freakin easy unless you want some fancy ass elaborate breakfast with champagne and fruit platters.
