Sigh. Recently I've been feeling more depleted of energy, my arms are tired even when I don't use them (for instance, running) extensively, my nose has a small amount of dried blood in it, and I think my resting heart rate is a little bit higher than it normally is when laying down and is definitely higher while I'm sitting.

So /fit/, am I a perfect candidate for being overtrained or do I go to the gym anyways?

Shut the fuck up, you'll live without squatz for another day. If you keep overtraining, it's going to get worse and maybe you'll end up injuring yourself since you obviously don't know when to stop.

Now that i think of it, it was probably overtraining. But i never thought of it because i've never overtrained to the extent that i am "suffering from it". But usually i WANT to go to the gym and pump some iron, but now i'm just a little tired and suddenly i'd rather just rest which really just never happens..

Yeah, I feel the same way. Although, in the morning I am normally a little groggy and have to walk around for a bit to want to do anything. I'm taking the day off... we'll see about tomorrow. I've just been making more progress lately and I don't want to stopppp.

I had part of a cookie though. It was a huge cookie too. It didn't taste like anything.
