Sup /fit/.
I'm 5'3", 185/190lbs. I'm in need of advice. bad.
I want to get down to preferably 130 or so, and I have no idea how to even begin losing weight. I don't have access to a gym, either.

I snack a lot throughout the day, and I eat at night.
Not every night, but some times.

My boyfriend keeps bitching at me to lose weight, too. Help please? D:

i forgot to add, there is really no easy way out, don't buy into bullshit pills or other shit, the only way to do it is to commit.. honestly think about it.. everyone isn't lying when they say excersize, eat less, and eat better. it is rough for a few weeks but find something to indulge yourself in so you aren't bored all the time and thinking about eating. you start to get used to eating less as time goes by and it becomes less difficult.

you don't need gym access either, what i did was push ups, situps, and pullups on the side of my house, a friend got me a bike and i tried to ride that a few miles a few times a week. also just getting out and walking around and doing stuff with people will get some excersize in. instead of sitting around all day with your boyfriend watching tv.. go out to the mall.. go to a park.. look in your newspaper and see what is going on in town, find shit to do.

Im 5'6" 178 and i want to get to 130 or 140, basically whenever i look good in a bikini ill be satisfied ;)
But you should keep track of your calories in a diary or even a word document. You can go to calorieking.com and they have every food imaginable, you just type what food it is, the selections will pop up, then pick your portion and it tell you how many calories. You can also get at home videos. Ive tried buns of steel (ya i know lol) and carmen electra's striperobics is fun. Just control calorie intake and excercise and good luck :]
