lately i have been eating a bit dirtier to gain some weight, i would like to get to about 200lbs before i start cutting bodyfat, im not afraid of losing abs for a while
today i ate: -4 whole eggs, banana, 2 slices 12 grain w pb -double lean burger on the grill, 2 raw eggs -2 scoops whey, 2 spoons BCAA, 3scoops dextrose(post wo) -baked fish with potatoes and steamed veggies -another burger(new bbq rocks) -2 cups of walnuts and almonds and 2 scoops whey, 2 raw eggs
i had 3g creatine, a gallon of water, 20 fish oil caps, and a multivitamin
