If I don't eat 3000+ calories per day, I drop from 185 to 170ish in a matter of weeks. If I eat 2500 calories/day? 160 in a heartbeat. I'm 6'.
I have been thin my whole life and it's a huge pain in my ass to eat clean day in and day out. It's easy to eat 3500 calories in donuts, but when you try it daily with chicken and sweet potato, oats, etc., it's not easy. Eating is another job.
I personally don't have goals to be a strongman, but I don't want to be called skinny all the damned time, either. So I feel ya. Being thinner than you want to be has its own set of problems.
