do this:
eat cereal and a fruit at breakfast. try to eat good cereals, like those fiber ones. otherwise, eat Total or Special K. remember to fucking measure and eat the normal serving size. when I was fat, I poured so much damn cereal in the bowl, probably at least three cups.
for lunch, eat some sort of sandwich. there are many good kinds to eat, such as chicken, turkey, tuna, or at times, a peanut butter. don't add useless junk to it, like cheese or mayo.
I can't really recommend something for dinner, since I'm not quite sure what you eat. stuff like pasta, soup, sandwiches, rice, etc. remember to measure up.
bookmark this site: www.calorie-count.com, and check everything you eat to make sure you don't overeat. measure everything.
the basic thing to remember is that you shouldn't eat more calories than you can burn everyday. to figure this out, check out this site:http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/. Note that, it does over calculate at times for overweight people, but it should give you a general idea.
cardio. do some damn cardio. there are many great things to do with cardio, but it's sometimes harder for fat people. do not do running. running will fuck your knees up, and if enough damage is done, you'll be living with knee pain for the rest of your life. instead, do things like biking, ellipticals, or walking on treadmills. These things can be boring, especially when you first start, so try to head out to a gym, since they usually have a tv installed into the machine. do 30-60 minutes of total cardio a day.
