I have just started to become very interested in losing weight. I have been running and working out everyother day. For exercise i do 30 curlups 10 push ups and lift 25lbs weights. all of these i do 3 reps. i really would like to get some abs and i need to eat better. Any recomendations to help improve what i do and eat. i weigh 175 and and 5" 10 and want to drop to 165

Cut soda and fast food, switch to skim milk, eat whole wheat bread and cereals. You'll find healthy things that you like, and some things will just grow on you. Drink water until you puke, and you'll be able to drink more water.
