So /fit/ here's the story. i started my weight lose adventure in january. went from 250lb down to 235lb in a couple of weeks from just not drinking soda and eating so much fast food. been exercising and managed to get down to 230lb but kind of stalled for some months.

then last week i tried doing the 6 small meals a day thing and it looks like tomorrow i'll be hitting 225lb, half way to my goal of getting a 25 bmi. looks like if i keep this rate up, i'll be losing a pound a day.

now here's the question. is there something i could do to keep this going apart from just eating below my basic metabolic rate and not stuffing my face with soda and fast food? or is there something i should watch for on my way down?

You should be exercising daily. If you don't make use of your muscles your body will be burning them just as easily as fat.

oh yeah i forgot to mention that. i've been doing running step ups 20 per leg to get my heart rate up and doing the rest of 15 minutes on the exercise bike. is 15 minutes a day okay or should i bump it up to half an hour?
