/fit/ vs the personal trainers.Hi /fit/ about a month ago I signed up at my local gym. One of the personal trainers there set me up with a routine to do when I first joined. After a month of doing said routine and trolling /fit/ I'm starting to have my doubts about its effectiveness. Here it is with the current weights I'm doing them at, 3 times a week, all exercises are 2 sets of 12/8 reps (first set 12 reps, second set 8 reps) :45 degree Leg Press - 286lbsDumbbell Lunge - 22lbs each handLateral Pulldown (Wide) - 99lbsSupp. Cable Row (Machine) - 99lbsLying Chest Press (Machine) - 70.4lbsDumbbell Incline Chest Press - 27.5lbs each handPlank (Fucking boring as shit) - Hold for as long as possible.Situps - As many as I can do in a rowComment too long.
