There's this one country, I can't remember which one, did kinda okay at the Olympic in weightlifting this year. Anyways, their lifters incorporate a lot of overhead squats in their training or something.
I actually don't do overhead squats at all, but if I were to do only one lift for the rest of my life, it would be overhead squats. Or low bar squats, I dunno.
