I did an hour of walking, an hour of 3 on 3 basketball, 30 minute workout, and 15 minute HIIT.

Circuit of everything they have in the gym where my fitness class meets. then ran today for the first time in ages... 2.5 miles in 20 minutes, so i wasnt too upset about that, 8 minute miles...
