I felt the same way before I realized what a moron I was being. You need lean muscle mass to help speed up your metabolism, thus buring off all that FAT you want to get rid of. Eat a high protein, high fiber diet and do compound exercises like pullups, pushups, situps, squats and do a little cardio like running 2-3 times a week.
THERE IS NO GETTING AROUND THIS. You will not be healthy if you starve yourself. End the end, it will just make you fat once you DO eat.
