Hey /fit/ i run in the morning and do boxing in the afternoon. I've lost 20 pounds but im not making any strength gains.

Do I need to eat more?

haha forgot about that...

uhh... cereal or OATZ in the morning and depending i usually eat at the college cafeteria for lunch and then i workout a couple hours afterwards then i dont eat till later at night.

so not very much and infrequently plus no protein really.

I'm looking at getting some ESA protein from Walmart tomorrow and starting to make shakes in the morning so i actually eat and try and make sure i have a lunch ready for school so i can snack on that.

Then yes, more. Quite a bit more, probably. And not all protein, either. Get some fruit in your shakes and turn them into smoothies.

running and boxing will not give you any strength gains dumbass. boxers do pushups (no not squatz gymfags) you should too.

my thighs have gotten so muscular that my legs don't fit in my jeans comfortably, yet I run the 100m dash about .3 seconds faster than i did before i started doing zquatz

so do some squatz and start with stronglif
