Remember to start slow and work your way up, i.e. i started at 5 pushups a day and now i do 60 a day. Eat healthy and plenty. Also if you want to burn fat -> COLD WATER NIGGER, DRINK THAT SHAT. Drink it cold, also it has to be water.
