OP here. My wrist is still weak and needs lots of pysio and repair , but after thats all over i was actually planning on starting to hit the gym,with a target goal of something like brad pitt in fightclub, not gigantic bodybuilder status, but a nice frame, and very lean and toned. I was wondring since i cant lift weights for a while with my wrist , should i start doing lots of cardio and stuff now to get my body used to being around that certain bodyfat %, or do i have to build lots of muscle before cutting
tl;dr - Can you do cardio/cut body fat, before building muscle, or is it best to do it the other way around.
