Hey /fit/
Was just wondering what exercises I should do to lose a few kg's (eurofag here) around the stomach, hips and chest area. Not really a fan of running but I enjoy cycling, how should I cycle (hard but for a short time or gently for a long time)

Also, what food is filling but not fattening?
