Okay, so take what I am about to say for what it is.
I've been taking L-Arginine for maybe 3 days now. It's supposed to help your bloodflow. It upsets my stomach if I just take them plain, so I pull the pills apart and mix it into a shake in the morning.
On day 2, my girlfriend and I fooled around a bit. We were both kind of tired and just played around until we both came. When I did cum, the orgasm was a bit stronger. Not mind-blowing, but I pulsed a few more times then normal. Afterwords, I was still quite hard. I usually soften up and it takes awhile to recover, but if we weren't so tired I honestly could have gone again.
I'm also taking a multivitamin, which I'd recommend. Zinc is good for your prostate, which helps. Just don't overdo it; Zinc poisoning sucks. Don't eat pennies.
