Hey /fit/

This is my first time here so be gentle.

Anyways... I was going to exercise for three hours straight, but only did an hour and thirty before becoming incomprehensibly tired.

I usually do thirty per session and rarely do one hour straight.

I was riding my exercise bike this whole one hour and thirty minutes at around thirty miles an hour. It's the kind made for old women, so you can use your hands too, and I do that for maybe thirty seconds or so every odd five minutes.

My question for /fit/ is... should I rest for a few minutes and do the other hour and thirty or should I stop immediately at risk of killing myself since it was only a year ago that I was a fat nerd like 99% of /b/ is right now?

pic of random cute chick unrelated, but niiiiiiice

Male.

My goal isn't to be muscular.

...And I really don't care if I die in the process. Life sucks anyway.

Just questioning what it would take to kill me. Not saying it's good, bad, whatever.

i hate how the total, rancid ignorance of /fit/ has made ME, of all people, defend steady state cardio.

i fucking hate it and find it totally, 100% unnecessary for the accomplishment of ANYTHING performance/body comp related. sure, i would highly encourage a 'vigorous and active' lifestyle as well as walks....but to fucking program cardio??? hell fucking no.

so fuck you all.

OP your picture compels me to give whatever sort of information I can.

STAY HYDRATED. Be sure to have had enough food. Don't end up exhausting yourself so much that you screw yourself over the next day energy wise. If you do overdo it be sure to get eight hours of sleep, and a big breakfast tomorrow to help recover. That's all I know, and I could be incorrect in what I'm saying.

You're probably very wrong, but the sleep isn't a problem. In fact, quite the opposite: it's so much not a problem getting it that it becomes a problem with how much I get.

For instance I slept from around 6 AM to 4 PM yesterday. The day before was around 5 AM to 3 PM. Unless someone wakes me up (like they did both times), I can go a good twelve or fourteen hours.

I may not be fat like the people from /b/, but I am lazy and good at being it.

Alarm clocks. Early bedtimes. Exhaust yourself to an early bedtime. Big breakfasts in the morning. Cold showers to help wake you up. Some sort of activity in the morning. Douse yourself with sunlight.

Are you depressed? Sleeping like that is typical of people who are depressed. You should look into that.

girl in OP is fucking cuet. More please kind sir?

Also like most on /b/ (I haven't been to /b/ since 2006, but I love the comparisons), I have many reasons to be depressed. My therapist (yeah, I have one of those) says extremely depressed.

It's not a problem though. Life's a dream.

Anyhoo, my legs are still tired as hell... I could barely walk up the stairs... so I think I'm hitting the sack. Hope this thread is still here tomorrow.
