Can Someone recommend me a good digital scale?

I have a cheap one, and it changes only in 2 or 3 lbs intervals, it's ok because I'm cutting, but I'm almost finished and in 2 months want to start bulking again, but want to do it really slow, so I need at least 100 grams increments.

There is a lot of scales that promise that, but hear on the interwebz that those also act weird sometimes.

I have a homedics digital scale... so far it hasn't started freaking out on me. I try my hardest to avoid moving it because I think that might fuck it up or something. It hasn't given me the funny 2-5 lb weight differences with moving it or something.

I think I got it on sale, but was like 30-40 dollars.

are you a troll? you seriously cant get any more useful information from a more precise scale...

you change more than 2-3 lb from shitting and pissing, and alot more than that just from latent hydration.... you can stand on any shitty scale and get BETTER info, because you prol wont be a prick about it and just get the "big picture" over time

how? he was giving correct information.

Silly OP. Your body weight on a scale changes depending on when was the last time you ate, last time you took a piss, took a dump.

Your body weight fluctuates +/- 3 pounds throughout the day.

Of course it does.
I need to explain to you with sticks right?

I go to the scale, 75 kgs.
I pick something around 500 grams, and go to the scale, still 75 kgs.
I pick something heavier, again 75 kgs.
I pick whatever I can find, and at least the fucker moves to 76.4 kgs.

I always take my weight after pissing and just waking up. So the bodyweight is very stable that way.

Might be a good excuse to buy it.

I'll check it, thanks anon

ehh, not really. most of your weight change is from different levels of hydration, not relieving excrement.

I need to explain to you with facts, right?
fucking nigger

He's saying the scale isn't sensitive to weight changes, and it is only good on the long term (day to the next day, etc.).

Mmm, what the fuck did you said?

Most people believe the best time to take your weight is in a defined day after waking up and pissing. Did I said something wrong?

And the topic is about scales, I already explained you the problem with mine.

OP, I picked up a moderately priced one at Wal*Mart that works fine... $30 I think. It measures it to the hundredth place. It won't register a change if I stand on it twice within the minute holding something heavy, but it will if I wait a few minutes. That might just be a scale thing. I dunno. But it works alright.

Mine's a Healthometer (picture related), but I think any of them around $40 dollars offers the same features and would be reliable. I don't know much about more expensive models, but I think the $40-some dollar ones work just fine.
