So, I started to work out a little a few weeks ago.I do pushups, in sets of 20 reps, the same with crunches, pull ups with about 7 reps and a few other exercises in similar doses, all with 1 min time between sets. So, as I've progressed a little and my exercises are naturally taking up more and more time as I can do more and more sets, so I thought, maybe I should do fewer sets, but with reps until I fail? What do you say?
I like 3xF for the tougher bodyweight exercises. (pull-ups, dips).
ye and u should do pull ups and not chin ups u faggot, i bet u mixed em up. also u can go and do pyramids. after u get bored with max sets. btw dont do max sets every day mix the routine up.
