YOU MUST DO 20 COP PUSH UPS TO POST IN THIS THREAD.

"The participant lies on his stomach,
legs together. His hands, pointing
forward, are positioned under the
shoulders. To begin the participant
pushes up from the mat by fully
straightening the elbows, using the
toes as the pivotal point. The upper
body must be kept in a straight line.
The participant returns to the starting
position, chin to the mat. Neither the
stomach nor thighs should touch the mat."
AND GO!

HEY GUYS WHAT"S GOING ON.

Well this is a boring thread. Sup>>328423?
>> Anonymous
I do 20 of those before I even drink my morning coffee... They are just normal pushups with attention to form.
>> Anonymous
Aren't these just normal pushups?
>> Anonymous
>>328449
No. Normal pushups have your hands placed further out from the chest.

Done and done...hurts my wrists though.
>> 328484
What....none of you other faggots can do it?

I didn't think I was the only mis/fit/ who walked the walk.
>> Anonymous
ok...regular pushups with hands slightly closer together.

I can't even do one regular push-up.

>>329547
Holy fuck, really?
>> Anonymous
as I read the first OP's line I lay down and did 20 push ups. But then I saw that it had special instructions and I managed only 10 T_T ..... This was my first exercise of any kind in about a month, and I haven't done regular exercises for a year and a half ...

Also, are these kind of push ups (as described in OP) much better than the regular ones ?
>> Anonymous
>>329578
I don't know about better, but there's more focus on your tricepts than regular pushups.

triceps
>> Anonymous
haha, i win.
>> Anonymous
Still sore from my workout yesterday, so that was a lot harder than I had anticipated. Still, woooooo!
>> Anonymous
>>329578
More focus on triceps, as stated. Mostly they're "better" because they specifically require at least decent form. Most people doing "normal" pushups pay no heed to their form at all, which is a complete and utter waste.

>>328484
ah, I normally do them this narrow, helps build snappier punches.

Next Challenge: Bruce Lee V-Sits.

This is easy as fuck.

>>329663
I agree, how about we make things a bit more interesting? Who can do 50 diamond push ups?
>> Anonymous
I usually place my hands a bit higher than my waist. Placing them under the shoulders is for faggots.
>> well fuck your shit !SvVHiVQG4I
Well, that was a waste of my time.
>> sage
>>329664
i could do 80 diamond pushups in 2 minutes, atleast when I was a freshman in ROTC

Im sure I can do 50 now though
>> well fuck your shit !SvVHiVQG4I
>>329664
Done.

Let's make this absurdly interesting:

Who can do a one-handed planche?
>> Anonymous
>>329690
what's that?
>> well fuck your shit !SvVHiVQG4I
>>329692
It's basically a one handed push up, but the only thing that touches the ground is the hand you're using. No feet, motherfucker.
>> Anonymous

Tricep pushups.

>>328491
Good man.

>>329578
They are hard and the first day I did them, the back of my arms hurt for three days. I can only do 25 on a good day... to get full marks on the fitness exam for the police force, you need to go 49+.

>>329596
>>329591
Nice, guys.
>> well fuck your shit !SvVHiVQG4I
>>329710
I'm working on this shit. I can do sets of normal, two handed planches right now. I can go from a v-sit to a handstand and do push ups like that as well on parallel bars.

It's just a matter of time and training until I can do this.

>>329732
pics or it didn't happen

my arms feel great ahh i have to workout today but im lazy as hell right now
>> Anonymous
I did 78 of those this morning (not all at once). I've taken to only doing this kind of pushups since it works the triceps and deltoids too.

Every once in a while I'll mix it up by shifting my weight when I'm in the lower position. We had a sergeant in the army that made us do them like that all the time. First you lower yourself down, then you shift to the right, to the left, and back to center. Push yourself up, repeat. Strengthens the shoulder joints and improves flexibility.
>> Anonymous
These are easier than normal pushups for me, tbqh.

Done and done, pretty good work out
