ITT post your macronutrient ratios, calories, and how it's working for you.

Pic related for me. I aim for at least 100g of protein a day, then I fill the rest with fat and a few carbs (mostly high-fibre foods). Today I'm basically eating almost no carbs, but yesterday I hit my 40g max of carbs, with a nice 19g of fibre. I aim for 1800-2200 cals a day.

My workouts consist of daily bodyweight exercises (pushups, dips, squats, hindu pushups, etc.) for 30 minutes and yoga class (inb4 there are no girls on the internet: I'm a guy) twice a week. Nothing fancy. I'm getting a sandbag so I'll be starting a nice sandbag weight training regimen.

This is working VERY well for me. I'm losing 2-3 pounds every week, not including the 7 pounds of water weight I lost the first week.

That's the worst ratio that I've ever seen. Check your body composition, you're probably losing a lot of muscle

What the fuck is this? Atkins with a twist of illogical Protein intake? If this is working, then you have a tapeworm, cancer, flesh eating virus or you are Lying.

Uh, the worst ratio? High fat and protein diets are highly anabolic. His protein is around medium and the fat takes priority over the carbs.

I'd recommend more protein if you're trying to gain muscle though. Also, weights.

never understood keto diets though. how the hell do you limit your carbs so much?

EAT MORE CARBS. Just make sure they're whole grain and not bleached flour, rices, or refined sugars. You're gonna feel like shit after a while and have no energy.

2200 cal a day, 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20% fat.

Two weeks in, coming off skinnyfat oops-burning-muscle-to-feed-fat 1000 cal diet... so I don't know. We'll see by summer's end how it goes for me.

Yeah, it's a keto diet, so I'm limiting my carbs (40g max per day), taking in a lot of protein (more than I used to, anyway) and I use fat to fill out the calories.

The first week hit me hard. I was so fucking tired that I didn't even finish most of my workouts. It was also hard resisting carbs, coming from someone who ate white bread, drank fruit juices and various carbonated beverages, not to mention delicious sugary sweets every day.

Now my carbs come from nuts, veggies, whole grains, and some fruits and berries.

what the fuck is the point of limiting carbs? Goddamn this is a stupid idea.

Can I get a list of all the vitamins and minerals your body needs? I'm thinking if I can get all them from supplements I can just live on fruit and protein shakes if I get my macro nutrient levels right.
