Is it common to have a gym burnout? I mean use to go after work for about an hour 4-5 times a week but now I barely go for 30 min & I'm just too tired to even bother going. I mean back when I was 300lbs I would go to the gym nearly everyday and after losing 60 lbs and keeping the weight off for 3 years I just don't have the same motivation anymore. Is something wrong with me?

Yes, it's very natural, especially in the summer months. I have a bit of a hunch that I don't need to tell you, but gyms become far more busy during this time, and occassionally, it can become suffocatinfg for regular gym goers when equipment becomes scarce and noise become prevalent. Try going at hours when your gym might be less congested.

If that's not the case for you, however, there are of course a number of other reasons as to why you just don't want to go anymore, but the most common one is naturally that you're just getting lazy. Slim down your regimen to maybe 2 times a week or so. Just try not to simply stop going altogther. Oh, and...

You maybe right, back when it was winter/spring I had no problems going for an hour 4-5 times a week. Now that it's summer, I think the heat maybe sapping my energy & I would rather be outside playing competitive sports.
