If I work out and then i'm sore the next day or the next few days, does that mean I'm gaining muscle or are my muscles just sore from being worked?

does more sore equal more results?

and after a work out, should I be so weak that i can't lift my arms to wash my hair?

good work, but you probably need more protein and maybe some suppliments for quicker recovery. sore is good

Sore from the workout. atleast you know you have worked out the muscles real hard. legs can be sore for a week after intense squating. drinking lots of water helps recovery and soreness.

Get a post workout replenishing drink like Cellmass. You will not be as sore after the workout. Also Stretch more.

having sore muscles is for me a sign that my workout was a succes. If the muscle group i was working on isnt sore, its a sign to me that there was something wrong with my form or i need to change my routine.

sounds much like DOMS to me

it wont be like this at all in a few weeks or months

but to avoid serious soreness that is so severe that you cannot lift your arms to wash your hair

do this:

1) DRINK A NIGGERFUCK TON OF WATER
2) proper pre workout meal with proper post workout meal and/or protein shake 15m within end of workout
3) CONTRAST SHOWERS CONTRAST SHOWERS CONTRAST SHOWERS
these help me immensely, cold as fuck water on your legs(or whatever area you worked out) for 1 minute, hot water for 2 minutes, cold as fuck for 1, hot for 2, repeat till satisfied

grats on not being sore

your whole body is on your legs and there are more muscles in your legs (thighs, hams, glues)
