Ok /fit/ I need some advice.

I'm 1.84m (around 6').
I started my cutting diet three months ago from 90kg (198 lbs), I did a little bulking first and gained 5kg but started to cut as soon as my pants became to small.
Now I'm 82kg (181 lbs) and plan to cut at least to 75kg (165 lbs). I have cut my BF from 20% to 13-15%.
The problem is, I'm starting to feel nervous about this. All the muscle (or inches) I gained in my bulking phase are gone, my arms are smaller, and probably most of the fat I've lost has been in the face, because everyone points how thin I look.
I took one of my pants today and it was too big for me, I had to use really tighten my belt. I've lost around 3 inches in the stomach.
I'm starting to feel I look too thin.

However, most of the fat in the stomach is still there and something tells me it won't go way when I'm 75kg.
Do you think I should try to lower my weight more?
I'm also starting to get a little anxious because, because my lifts have been shitty since I started cutting, I need the extra calories to performe better.

TL;DR Should I aim to weight lower than 165lbs? I'm 6 feet tall.
