when someone ask you advice about diets you say to eat alot of proteins and as much as you can.
What about your digestive organs? Won't excessive protein\high caloric diets damage your stomach and intestine?

Just look back to our past, our ancestors wouldn't eat half what we eat now each day. Even if they were Kings, there's no way they would eat that much food.

So my point is, isn't these kinda diets bad for human body in the long term?

Sorry Charlie, that ain't how it happened. People would ENGORGE themselves whenever possible, which was generally whenever they got a kill. They couldn't save the food in any reasonable way, so they downed it all in one fell swoop.

That said, damage can occur if you don't eat yer roughage. Get your daily requirement of fiber to prevent those myriad of intestinal or colonic probrems that could plague anybody -- not just the high protein/fat camp.
