So I had the idea of adding 0.1MPH to my half hour run speed on the treadmill each work out until I hit 12.4MPH (4:53 pace). I can keep up 8MPH for a half hour now...

Thanks for the feedback, I bet I can get to a sub 35min 10k before it stops workin...

I went from out of shape at a 10 min mile to running a 5:59m mile at 190lbs in a few months I bet this will work damn well...
