Stiff elbows Anonymous
So i went biking yesterday, hadnt been for awhile. My right arm's always had slightly less extension since i played waterpolo a few years back in highschool, but during the ride yesterday the pressure of leaning on it was giving some discomfort and extending my arm to shift was a bit painful. Today it's feeling VERY stiff. There's some pain in the joint on the inward side, muscles feel tight and just now the muscles of the forearm that pull the hand back are really tight.

Any advice on what to do? Should i still work it out tomorrow as usual?

its probably just sore? rest. etc. That or amputate, its the only way to be sure.

A common bike injury.

It usually means there is too much weight on your upper body, rather than on your arse.

You control how your weight is balanced (should be around 50/50 between saddle and bars) with how far forwards or backwards your saddle is.

Move the seat backwards a little to see if that helps.
