Moobs Anonymous
Sup /fit/, I'm 6' and weight 140. Yet my stomach is undefined (probably because its weak) and I have man boobs. Since you cannot spot reduce, what should I do? I've been doing pullups and pushups a lot to work on my pecs, I have a good diet, and I'm pretty sure its not gynoshittia.

It's just like, theyre unproportionately fat for the rest of my body/torso. Much of me is skinny as a rail (working on it) but my chest always makes me feel insecure :(

Sounds like a case of the skinny fats. Solution? Eat more, work out often.

your right that spot reduction is IMPOSSIBLE but if you want to lose your moobs you have to eat healtheir and of course excercise. i used to have moobs and a fairly large stomach until i started doing 500 crunches a day along with pushups, tons and tons of pushups.
