Hello /fit/I would like some comments on my current workout schedule and maybe some critique.Monday: Chest, Upper back, Triceps, ShouldersTuesday: Legs, Lower backWednesday: BicepThursday, Friday, and Saturday simply repeat Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Sunday being a rest day.Abs are being worked with every other day including on Sundays.What do you think?Pic unrelated.
