I don't really like training with weights. I want to get fit without them. I have plenty of cardio to do, but for strengthening, I mostly just do various types of...a) push-ups (regular, extra-wide, incline, knuckle, etc)b) crunches (regular, side, reverse, bicycle)c) and squatsAre there any major muscle groups I won't be hitting with these? If so, can anyone recommend a good body resistance/non-weight exercise that I could supplement with?
