Ok /fit., I just had oatmeal for breakfast. 100g of rolled oats, 500ml water, brought to boil, then simmered for 5 mins. Rather tasteless, but whatever.If i was doingitirite, then this ought to be the biggest meal of the day, right? and i shouldnt feel hungry for at least 6 hours? (not working out today, rest day).Oh and what do you use to sweeten it? I don't want to use sugar. And honey tastes pig disgusting (not a honey fan).

6 hours should be 3 hours.I use cinnamon and fruit (apple slices, blueberries, or sliced bananas) to sweeten it.
