I was wondering what the best way is to get leaner thighs and legs. Should i be running more? or should i focus on weights?

try rollerskating, seriously get a good pair $200 and find your local club, most fun you can have standing up, its low impact and really gets you fit.

anything that gets your heart rate up to that 70-80% max range for at least 30 minutes.

so it could be anything you want it to be. fucking juggle chainsaws, whatever.

that will lose the fat. to get the tight curves you want, put on some muscle. hit those free weights, don't be scared of the big guys. they're way too into themselves to be concerned with you.
