Just cut out the syrup, Pringles, and cheese every other day. Replace steak with chicken breast or fish.

Fuck pringles. Eat carrots, they're just as crunchy. And forget string cheese. Eat a motherfucking bagel, which usually has 5-9 g of protein per bagel.

Mine is:
6 fried eggs, 6 pieces of toast and 6 pieces of bacon (sandwiches) with some bbq sauce for breakfast

350g cottage cheese + 500ml of milk for a snack

4 grilled chicken breasts + some rice for lunch

1 litre of milk later for a liquid snack

and dinner tonight is 2 burgers =D

and 500g cottage cheese before bed.

I'm not trying to stay in ketosis, I'm not even approaching it, I'm bulking and today was the day before restock, so running low on food, hence the smaller portions...

Why would I cut carbs out of a bulk? I'm not doing anabolic diet, or anything remotely concerned with any ketones I'm not pissing out.
