Hey /fit/, I had a cheat day today and my stomach hurts. It's 9:00 now and I need to be sleeping by 11:30.

I need to do some track training, what should I do?
Should I lift weights then run, just run, just weights or .. help.

wtf did you do? You can "cheat" your diet but not your body. Don't cheat so much next time. Try only one or two meals in the day instead of all day.
