I usually do those twisting exercises and grips on my arm days.

Wrist curls? Farmers walks? Here's one i was just about to go and create. Get a thin-ish rope, and a bit of broomhandle. drill hole thru broomhandle, and tie one end of rope to it. Attach other end of rope to big weight. Roll the rope up onto the broomhandle. REPEAT UNTIL DESIRED EFFECTS ARE ACHIEVED.

it's so effective, i hate it! i get very tired there after just a handful of revolutions. it makes me crazy.

i like snatches to indirectly get that area, but really the real work anything mundane like above.

Farmers walk, grippers, plate pinche, weight one arm hangs (also usefull for building to one arm chinup), wrist curls, sledgehammer training.
