I'm trying to put on mad weight. I'm very cut and pretty strong for my weight (can do 3 45 plates on each side for chest press, for 5 reps). I weigh 144. What can I do to get alot of lean weight? Just eat everything? What should I do, /f/? Pic related, me.

Chest press is shit. Chances are your skinny ass isn't going all the way down, or getting a full range of motion when you do it. Take your sorry ass to the flat bench press and try that same weight and see what happens. Also if you want to add more quality muscle start squatting, and deadlifting.

Stop using machines. Do free weight compound exercises. Eat 5-6 meals a day and aim for 500+ your normal caloric intake. Get good sleep. Problem solved.

I'm 5'9. lol. The guy who guessed it is right, and yeah it's me. I do some compound excercises...on leg day i hit squats, and once in a while I'll do deadlifts on back day.

hahaaa well, the blank stare is just a neutral look i adopted for the pic, the pajamas..are sweatpants lol, and the background was a tanning machine at my gym, in an area where no people were working out so i was fre to take my shirt off and expose myself for my camera which was self timered lmao hope this answers your question.

But mainly, spread out your meals.
Lately i've adopted a schedule where i eat every 2 + 1/2 hours (i have a sports watch with a timer counting down and setting off an alarm every 2 + 1/2 hours, and i always prepare my snack for the next chow break at the end of eating).
You don't have to eat a full 5-course meal each of these times, but eat well - instead of just eating a banana or just eating a bowl of oatmeal or just eating eggs, i'll eat 2 or all 3.
Yes it'll cost a bit more, but as long as you keep up your current workout, you'll gain weight.

Personal Experience Advice though: Staying very lean and expanding your build is HARD if not impossible. I usually go through phases where i'll eat like mentioned above, and then do a whole ton of high-rep low-weight workouts to burn off the fat / burst muscles i gain when i train for triathlons.
