Our food logs for today Anonymous
Hey /fit/, ITT: Let's post our food journal entry for today. Tell us a little about it in general.

To demonstrate, I'll go first:
My diet is a 1200 calorie a day diet. I space out my meals into six seperate meals throughout the day, each roughly 200 calories. The times at which I eat are at:
9:30 A.M.
10:30 A.M.
1.30 P.M.
4:30 P.M.
7:30 P.M.
9:30 P.M.
I don't have a lot of variety in this particular entry because I need to go grocery shopping. So needless to say I'm running out of variety with what I eat until I do. So with all that outta the way, here it is:

4/18
9:46 - 10:01 A.M. - 1 serv. (1 cup) non-fat milk with 1 serv. (1 cup) K-Smart cereal. Total: 210 calories

10:44 - 10:51 A.M. - 1 banana and 1 99% fat free yogurt. Total: 240 calories

2:01 - 2:15 P.M. - 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 cup V8 and 1 apple. Total: 180 calories

4:24 - 4:35 P.M. - 1 serv. (1 slice) whole wheat bread and 1 cup V8. Total: 170 calories

OP here: Just to let you all know, It's not yet 7:30 P.M. where I am, so I've yet to finish today's entry, as you can see.

my diet consists of weakness and beef.

8.30 - 1 cup raisin bran cereal & 1/2 cup 2% milk, half a grapefruit

12.00 - rice, zucchini, stewed beef with carrots and potato

16.00 - 1 riceball, shitload of tortilla chips and salsa

19.00 - wild rice, beef, scallop, liver, bok choi, failure, disgruntlement


not a diet at all really. lol.

My diet is a body builder diet...

Breakfast, 7:30, 4 eggs (one yolk) scrambled, HP sauce.
Lunch, 11:40, salami sandwich
Workout, 12:30 protein shake
snack, 3:30, can of tuna, no mayo
dinner,6:30, depends.

8:30AM: bowl of oatmeal (1 cup) + banana
10:00AM: orange
1:00PM: tuna sandwich (2 x slices of whole wheat, half can of no-salt water-packed tuna)
2:00PM: apple
3:00PM: 1/2 cup walnuts
6:30PM (future lol): small salad (no dressing), brown rice, chicken breast, string beans
