Bulking Up Anonymous
/fit/, help me bulk up. (inb4 ur an idiot).

I'm 17, ~150 pounds (fluctuate slightly), and 6' 0". I want to put on some muscle mass for mountain bike racing, but so far haven't really gained anything from my training although I am a fair bit stronger than before.

My diet:

-8:30 protein smoothie (fruit mix, 1 scoop Whey or blended powder, 1 tbsp Flax oil, OJ) about 16oz.

-10:30 snack - the carbs my school serves that day (should probably start eating fruit/nut mix)

-12:30 lunch - (mixed green salad + assorted veggies + seed mix + olive oil/balsamic + feta some days), plus usually a rice/tofu combo, PB+J on wheat. Water + ~2 oz. lemonade.

-5:15 snack. Fruit/nuts/yogurt + 1 scoop powder + oj

-7:00 dinner. Pasta, tofu or some form of protein, salad (tomato/avocado/spinach, oil/vinegar), some sort of combo generally.
