Not for someone who wants to lose weight. As a general diet is sub-par, too much carbs, too little protein. This guy isnt in marathon training, he doesnt need all those carbs.

If you are craving food all the time then i suggest you try out what i posted, you might not want to believe it and i know whatever i post you will ignore and disregard as bullshit, but its your choice.
Sure you may lose weight, but it can be done more effectively.
