Ever since i started doing cardio moar my lifts have been shit, failing on 10 rep sets etc, and fuck lowering the weight its only 160lbs bench.Why am i losing strength/powar fit? WHY

When do you do your cardio. Because if you do it before you work out then you'll be...you know... tired.
