herro /fit/ I just got a pair of 20lb dumbells, and one 25lb dumbell. what are some good exercises that I can do with these? I'll be joining the Marines in a couple months and would like to get in better shape.

6'1 189lbs btw.

All the workouts are either the floor or dumbbells and it will kick your ass until you get used to it. p90x is the shit

Get one, they are quite cheap.Alternatively there might be one around your area (playgrounds, etc)
