How often should I lift? I'm doing mild lifting but trying to work up what I can lift over time. Right now I'm lifting for a short period every other day. Is that enough time in between?
They say it takes roughly 48 hours to fully heal, but if you feel fine to lift the next day then do it. I usually lift 5 times a week.
