I need some help, /fit/
I was in really good shape a few months ago, but a summer of video games and saying "Aw, one cheeseburger won't hurt" left me far less muscular and kind of squishy.
Can someone help me make a good exercise plan to get back in shape? Here's what I've got so far, tell me if you see any problems-

Every day: 100 pushups, 100 situps, 100 squats, 200 wrist flicks, clench fists twice for a minute each, 30 pullups, run half a mile before lifting.

Sunday- Extreme Cardio
run a mile, bike 4 miles, do 300 jumping jacks, 5 minutes on the bag.

Monday- Arms and Back
2x12 Lat pulldown Machine
2x12 Back machine
2x10 weighted back raises
2x20 unweighted back raises
4x12 of any type of curls, take a pick.

wat.. you expect yourself to drop weight by running a mile? you do know that you have to run for ~20 mins before the body starts burning the fat instead of the carbonhydrates? <: same goes for cycling, instead we're talking 40 mins there.
