Hey /fit/, what should I eat between foods when I get hungry? I generally eat breakfast at 8:30 and am hungry at 12:00~. I eat again at around 2:00, get hungry at 5:00~ and dinner at around 9:00.

The key to being able to eat a lot of oatmeal seems to be variation. Try eating raw oatmeal with yoghurt or flavouring cooked oats with cinnamon and with peices of fruit, or with a little honey.

I have oral allergy syndrome, so I can't eat honey and most fruits. How do I eat my OATZ without eating them straight?

spices, eggs, nuts, berries, other wholegrains. Whatever you can eat, as long as it doesn't contain significant amounts of fat or sugar.
