Hey so, I need to increase two areas of my arms.

1. Triceps, and the more difficult;
2. Wrists.

I have fairly decent biceps and great shoulders and forearms, but I feel like those two are holding me back. Halp etc.

Dips for the dicks.

Don't concentrate on just one specific area of your arm. Do chest exercises; that will make your triceps larger.

dips are a fairly rounded lift, they hit a fair amount of stabilizing muscles besides the tris making them more efficient that skull crushers or kick backs. I think it's fair to note that isolation can work for lagging body parts, but it should not be a long term thing. most emphasis should be placed upon full body workout incorporating compound lifts.

THERE ARE NO MUSCLES IN YOUR WRISTS. The muscles for your hand and lower arms are in your forearms. Your wrist is full of tendons and bone.
