I did some light weight lifting on Monday and my right bicep is still really sore. It hurts the most when I extend my arm completely, and, I feel like I haven't let my right arm naturally hang since Tuesday when the soreness started.

Is this bad?

Is this your first time lifting or something? Just go stretch it out. It might hurt like hell, but you'll feel better afterwards.

I used to be on more of a regiment for weight lifting, but I stopped, and came back to it on monday after a long hiatus. I tried to take it easy with less weight and less reps, but, the fucker hurts more than I've ever felt before. I've stretched it quite a bit since then, but, each day i wake up and it hurts more than before.

I did some barbell curls on monday and now the middle of both forearms have some blunt pain, almost as if they are bruised. I think its because I touch the top of my chest with the bar...

on topic, probably have some delayed soreness, eat some potassium, drink some water, and you can I them if you want to, twenty minutes on (max) an hour off

you've just been out of action for a while, stretch a bit and give it time, it'll take like a week to heal, after that week you should be up to speed
