Sup /brah/, I just went cycling on a whim for two hours and enjoyed the fuck out of it.How good is this for me, in general? I enjoy going on long jogs too, but not so much and not for as long - considering I'm in a countryside area with plenty of uphill but also plenty of downhill for coasting, will an hour of jogging be better than two hours of cycling or not? I come back from both equally knackered.
