Do cardio every day, do full-body monday wednesday friday.

I think when your shit is no longer sore that means you need to work out again.

Depends. If you're doing really small reps like 7-10 and going to muscle failure I'm betting you're sore for the next 3 days or so but I would wait at least 5.. but if you're sore for longer or less time then you're probably okay.

Also theres nothing wrong with waiting 7 days before repeating, it's easier to follow considering you're not constantly the days you workout different parts.

Depends if he's a fat guy losing some weight and gaining muscle or a really skinny guy hardgainer trying to get muscle but stay active with cardio.

Also OP here's what I'll be doing with 7 day waiting.
Monday: Chest, Tri's, Should
Wednesday: Legs
Friday: Back, Bicep
Other days are light cardio, rest on weekends with some random cardio due to taking dogs to the park or something.

You need to do cardio significantly more than twice a week. If you're doing a split like this, cardio every weekday and lifting M-W-F is your best option. Twice a week is not enough to keep the positive metabolic after effects throughout your week.

Wow I'm tired. Definetly need to sleep.

Main fuckup I want to correct is:
>constantly changing the days

depends on what you're doing, what you're training for, your training age and the size of my penis. because everything revolves around the size of my penis. fuck you guys.
