Dear /fit/,

Please help me be more fit.

Love, David.

P.S. Specific suggestions would be pretty nice. "Lose fat; gain muscle" is okay advice but what specifically do you think I should work on? I'm not looking for paper-thin skin and an XBOX HUGE RIDICULOUSLY RIPPED BODY; pretty much what I want is to be at least vaguely attractive with my shirt off.

I know, it takes a lot of work to get huge, it doesn't happen by accident, etc. However, I assume that it takes a different kind of training than what I'm looking for, and that's why I specified.

Right now I'm 6'1", 175lb.

Lose fat is not going to be a massive issue, you're pretty thin now. However I can see almost no muscle, so I'd suggest just take up a beginner workout, giving each group of muscles a day each for a bit and seeing where that takes you.

GO LIFT WEIGHTS AND EAT A FUCKLOAD AFTER YOU LIFT THEM.

copypasta

no, the training is the same. You lift weights and eat a fuckton.
You just don't lift as much as the big guys.

you should've made the black box over your dick longer, what a missed opportunity

He probably wants to survive for more than a day without food when the zombie plague hits.

OP you only get that paper thin skin that bodybuilders have when you have like 2% body fat and you seriously dehydrate yourself.

yay for six bottle of wine before a show. Who needs to see straight, anyway?

i've never even heard of BBers having a "paper-thin skin" problem

i must've missed something

It's not a problem or anything. It's just a look/side effect of the intense dehydration they go through before a show. Shows off muscles better.
