I am 210 pounds at 5'10".
I just recently detroyed my wrist in a biking accident.

I was on route to a goal of losing 30 pounds.
I have no idea what to do.

Currently im jogging 3.75 miles MWFSun.
And riding 20 miles on my bike TThursSat.

Is there anyhting else that I should be doing?
I have absolutely no idea what to do for a diet.
Right now im trying to consume about 2100 calories a day.

Distance cardio is crap for weight loss. Google HIIT and tabata intervals so you can stop wasting your time. Also, what you eat matters as much as how much you eat.

5'10" 210 is probably not a body highly designed for cardio....my friend is like 5'8 180...but he has small feet it is hilarious to watch him jog....god it is so hard for him i'm like 6' 155 and i have size 12 feet...jogging is way easy for me....you don't actually have to jog to do HIIT you can do it with any excercise....swimming might be good for you since you are so massive....HIIT swimming? A Recipe for disaster?
