Okay, so I want to start strength training. I'm fairly skinny right now. I don't want to be xbawks hueg, but it's really discouraging how weak I am right now.Anyways, what are exercises that you would recommend. I'd prefer to get a whole body workout, so I don't want to do abs if I don't have back exercises and I don't want to do bicep exercises if I don't have tricep exercises to do. What would /fit/ recommend? Also, should I go to the gym or can I achieve the same results with some free weights at home.Pic related (inb4)

if you want to gain mass you gotta take the same path as everyone. just leave the program when you have desired mass. c'est pourtant pas compliqué criss de mongol.
