Depends. If you keep your willpower at full, it might be as less as 3 months. If you are a bit slippy, it might take 6 months.
Also, have a cheat day once a week. Helps boost your metabolism, but dont OVERDO it. A Bigmac and a coke is enough in a cheat day. Or a pizza.
To tell, i had a success story when i was only 14 years old. I decided to quit wasting my time in front of the computer and i had a BMI of 29 at the time. Well, 3 months later it had been dropped to 26.
Whatever happens, just keep going.
