You won't do shit with a few crunches, and the "HEY AT LEAST I'M DOING SOMETHING" mentality will make sure you don't ever do shit, because hey, at least you're doing something, it's still better than nothing.

Besides, you're good looking and have a decent build, you just want to lose some belly, no need for all those diets and hard exercises, a few crunches every day will make you lose fat, at least you're doing something.
