/fit/ I need my current workout critiqued. I work out 4 times a week, 2 leg days 2 arm days. For each exercise am sets go: 50%(of max)x12, 75%x8, 85%x5, 85%x5, 90%x5

Arm day: Bench, upright row, tricep pressdown, Barbell curls
Leg day: Squatz, Leg curls, standing calf raises, and Lat pulldown ( I know it's not leg but I wanted to have even number each day =/)

1.) should I add more exercises? If so what?
2.) should I use different exercises for any of the ones I am using currently? If so what?
3.) other shit that's wrong with it?

also I was going to try out that 5x5 thing that floats around here later this year so in b4 that.

sorry since this is a repost, all I got last night was moar squatz and moar curlz.

5x5 > what you do.

If you don't want to 5x5, at least add some deadlifts.
