Hey /fit/, I have a srs question. Anyone had problems with their chest area after lifting a few weights casually? Recently I've been having pain in my chest area(left side most of the time!) after doing some curls and situps and stuff. It only happens every once in a while, and its more dull and warm pain than sharp. Im hoping this isnt a heart problem, my only saving graces are that I'm healthy, 19 yrs old, 155lbs, very fit, no previous conditions, and that I've actually felt a pain similar(if not the same) on the right side of my chest two or three times also(but still not nearly as much as I've felt it on my left side.)
Could this be a lung or muscle problem? Plz do tell, srs responses would be appreciated.

try doing some benching, your chest is obviously very weak.

nah, i have a very generous chest. thats definitely not the case.

you're worried to much. You may have just pulled a muscle.
