Hey, /fit/.

I'm not here to ask about routines, or diets, or whey powder or any of that shit. I figured all of that out already. My problem is just that I get motivated for like a week, then end up forgetting about exercise. How can I keep myself motivated?

I'm going to start taking weekly pictures of myself, which seems to help a lot of people, but what else can I do? Also, is there any sort of web app that will text me a reminded every day? I'm honestly hopeless without these stupid things.

In return, rape.

Sauce on pic. If you want someone to tell you what to do everyday you can:

1.) join the military
2.) find an exercise template and stick to it
3.) do crossfit's Workouts Of the Day

Exercise harder and you'll be more inclined to do it again. Dicking around in a room full of bikes/weights/machines for an hour is pretty lame. Pushing yourself to the limit is like FUCK YEAH I WANT TO DO IT AGAIN.

Delicious snake-empress, nothing like a gigantic tattoo to let 'em know who holds the leash in the relationship.

Have a goal. It also helps if you train for a certain physical activity.

Work out with a friend. If you don't show up, you feel like shit; same for the other.
