Drink lots of alcohol, that makes the kidneys work real hard. The harder they work, the more kidney muscles you'll build up. Don't forget to take a 48 hour break between each training session, and increase alcohol intake on the next.

Also, don't use beer, as this will fuck with your carb intake. Start slowly, with 6 shots of vodka all in one go. It's gonna be heavy at first, but don't lose motivation!

Slowly work your way up to 98% shit. You can either get it at your local drug store as a disinfectant (bonus points if it has stuff that makes you throw up, as this will excercise your stomach) or you can build yourself a distiller out of some cheap parts from your hardware store, and make your own. This is what I do, and it's the cheapest alternative. I'm now chugging 250ml every second day! It will take you maybe 6 months to get to where I am now, but keep it up!

Just reach your hand faaaaar up your butt and grab onto something and squeeze. Hopefully, it will be an organ. This will provide resistance for said organ to strengthen against. Repeat 5x5. Some people say going past the wrist risks injury, but, biomechanically speaking, not pushing up to the elbow actually has a higher chance of injury. When you're ready for more, try cramming a hammer up there and just start swinging.
