So I've been using the perfect pushup for awhile now and I've seen some great improvements on my chest except for my lower pecs which makes my chest look flat anyone know a exercise with them that works my lower pecs?

I've been using them too - saved my wrists big time

set up a wide grip and use them for flies. See Danny Bonaduce for example-

I include that in my work out already it seems to work the outer pecs. I go normal, close, then wide someone said elevated pushups with my legs on the floor and my hands elevated but the handles don't position well.

Heavy ass dips, decline press is basically pointless

PROTIP: There is absolutely no difference between those things and a regular push-up. They're only useful if you're a lard-ass and can't even do one proper push-up, since it makes them easier.

At the end of the day, you're still using a device for something you can do just as well with proper form and two cinder blocks stolen from a construction site.

Enjoy your lost money.
