Hey /fit/what are some good beginner exercises for a balance ball?
I've only used them while rehabbing my fucked up knee. What are you wanting to do with it?
OP here, I'm looking to strengthen my lower back since I've fucked it up by herniating a disc in my lower back. Feels like it's closer to the left side.
