Guys, I sweat a lot. I just walk and sit in the bus and I start to sweat. Sweat drips down my forehead.

I live in Germany, it isn't that hot but I still sweat horribly.

My armpits get so fucking soaky, and sometimes my back and chest get sweaty too..

I am not fat BTW. And YES, I use deodorants and shit like that. I also shave my armpits etc.

Please help.

stop drinking water?

Not OP, but is there an antiperspirant that actually works for active guys?

See a dermatologist. Our German health care system may be on the brink of implosion, but it's still better than asking /fit/ for household remedies.

Could be inherited or a disfuction of your thyroid gland.

stopping drinking water is not the solution. Infact you need to drink more water when you are sweating alot.
Ask your parents if they have had the same problems.
Is there a mental factor involved? are you sweating when you are stressed or feeling yourself uncomfortable?
other symptoms of disfuction thyroid gland are weakness of muscles, fatigue, diarrhea.

I have this problem too and I'm very fit. It used to be very annoying when i had to walk to work in the summer, I'd be drenched in sweat by the time I got there. If there's a fix I would love to know about it.

Everyone sweats. Some people sweat more than others. Exercise in general demands sweat.

Try driclor. Sometimes it stings like a bitch but it works.

buy Certain Dri. Use it 3 times a week, before you go to bed. problem solved. i have the same problem with you. i cannot afford certain dri right now, but i talked a lot of people who used it. and, im using rexona anti-perspirants before bed. it helps a lot. not deodorants, anti-perspirants

I'm same as OP.
Sweat a lot for no real reason.

I'm looking into thyroid problems, but already had a TSH test and it came back okay. Even though I have a lot of the symptons of hypothyroidism..

Driclor is about £5 for a months supply of heavy usage, if you can't afford that then lol.

@op, you just have more sweat glands than most people.
