Hey, /fit/.
I went from being 5'2" and 98lbs, and very confident to 5'2" and 125lbs, and a complete mental wreck. It all started when I stopped taking Wellbutrin, which was a stimulant, I guess. Apparently, it slowed down my metabolism a ton when I stopped taking it and it made me gain a ton of weight. I know I'm not obese or anything, but I'm really used to being a complete stick, and I feel so uncomfortable and trapped in my own body. If I start taking the Wellbutrin again will I lose the weight? What other ways can I lose it? I eat very little and I am a vegetarian. Halp, /fit/!

Cows are vegetarian.

Lions, which are majestic, powerful animals eat only meat.

Do you wanna be a lion, or a fucking cow.

This thread wasn't supposed to be about vegetarianism, I actually want some advice. Come on, /fit/.

don't use drugs (Wellbutrin)
lift some weights
and do lots of cardio

*your age may have a little to do with you gaining weight if you've hit your mid to upper 20's

If your metabolism has gone down, do stuff to make it go up (exercise, etc).

you need to be more active

Sustained-release bupropion (wellbutrin) has been effective in enhancement of weight loss.

Why did you stop taking it? Are you not depressed anymore?

Well I wasn't, but then after gaining weight, I got depressed again. That's partly why I'm considering taking it agian.
