I found this on stronglifts. And I've always wondered if its true or not. I havent had a physical or blood test in a long time. I'm in farely good shape (a little on the thin side) and im eating eggs like crazy. I was eating 6whites with 2 yolks in the morning. same at night. Now im thinking about eating 4 eggs whole day and night so 8 together.

"Dieatary cholesterol is not bound to blood cholesterol. This is a myth. Cholesterol is good for your testosterone levels and for a lot of other things. If you have bad cholesterol: exercise, lose the fat, eat healthier. If that doesn't solve it , then maybe, MAYBE, you're genetically predisposed. But most people have bad cholesterol because they have an unhealthy lifestyle.
The Anabolic Diet is the proof your cholesterol levels will not increase when eating high amounts of dietary cholesterol (do before/after blood tests and compare). Anabolic diet actually improves cholesterol levels while being a diet very high on cholesterol.
High amounts of eggs is said to be heavy on the liver. I'm not sure whether it's true or not. I do know that eggs can provoke food allergies. Everything becomes poison when you overdo it, so moderate where you get your proteins from.

Where I believe this myth originates: people with cardiac problems have high cholesterol. So they say: let's remove cholesterol from your diet. If you don't eat it, you can't have it. Same retard thinking: you're fat, you want to lose the fat, stop eating fat. Another one: some kidney stones are made of calcium. So some doctors keep advising to stop eating products containing calcium (milk, dairy, etc). You don't eat calcium, you can't make kidney stones.
Your body doesn't work that way. "

When he says everything becomes poison when you overdo it, how many eggs would be "overdoing it"? is 8 whole eggs a day too much?
