/fit/, I'm trying to lose weight.

I'm 23 years old, 5'10", and my weight falls around 195ish. Back in high school, I weighted comfortably around 150-160 at the same height since I ran cross country in the Fall and ran track in the Spring.

That all seemed to go to hell when I became a full time college student working part time on top of that. I'm close to graduating, but I have a hard time establishing a good workout schedule with my sporadic work schedule and the fact I go to school every weekday.

I've tried just cutting calories, but my inactivity makes it so that I'm only not gaining weight, rather than losing it.

Should I just tough it out until I graduate, or what type of workouts can I do at home? Also, do you recommend any specific type of diet?

Pic related because I'm really hoping to make some progress by Christmas. I graduate in December too.

Try a raw diet (google it), and in the mean time, start with crunches at home. Stretches, even use a bottle of 16 oz water to lift weights. You can do this all and be fairly inactive. If it isn't enough for you, try jogging in place in your room.

Also, take into account - your goal weight, then add a 0 to the end. That should be your calorie intake. Plus or minus depending on how active or inactive you are.
