Hey /fit/

I'm overweight and out of shape because I've been sat on my backside doing nothing for 2 years. I'm not sure how badly overweight I am at this point but I'm around 5'5" or 5'6" and weigh like 81 or 82 kilograms.

Right, so I'm unfit to the point of running being pretty useless from what I can figure out. I can't run far enough to burn off an even remotely reasonable amount of calories without having to stop so I figured walking would be better.

But apparently I'm so out of shape even walking is tiring as hell. Again, I've no idea on actual numbers of how fast/far I walk before I get but after a while my calves hurt a ton, like not that badly but at first but pretty soon after hurts like hell and when I stop my legs get all jelly. :D

Am I just being a bitch, or what?

yeah, you are

run till your legs fall off

(or do elliptical/stationary bike till you are at a reasonable weight to run since running is bad fo yo joints)

You're a fat bitch. Only a fat, ugly woman is going to ever like you, and she is very likely to be extremely controlling and annoying as well, and get more and more ugly to the point where she is 30 and looks 45 and doesn't regularly shave.

Just keep playing that image of a woman in your head everyday as motivation.

diet THEN exercise. cut calories dramatically, and once you start to get more energy from losing that weight start exercising.

NO.

Four small meals a day, spaced out through the day.

One hour every other day, use a stationary bike. Go 30sec normal pace, 30 sec all out, 30 sec normal pace, 30 sec all out, repeat until you can't go on any more, then rest up.

Eat healthy food, I won't give you shit about what to avoid etc, you know what's awful for you. You'll lose weight, and when you feel you're fit enough to start running, come back here.

This. Also, consult your doctor before you start anything as you probably have diabetes because of 2 wasted years.
