I tried this "work out" thingy, i haven't worked out in about 6 years but is still fairly thin.

So i did 100 pushups and 150 situps aswell as a fast paced walk for a couple of km that took an hour.

So here i am 3 days later and my body still hurt like shit, it's hard to get up from my bed due to my muscles hurting.

What am i doing wrong?

That huge workout after doing nothing but sitting in your basement for 6 years. Also if you managed to do 100 pushups and 150 situps easily with no training for 6 years you're either incredibly lucky and are naturally quite fit or you have really shit form, the latter most likely.

Nothing. It's been 6 years. Keep doing it. Eventually, it won't hurt the next day.

hahahaha, wow, it's hard for me to imagine myself so sore after some pushups, sit-ups, and walking. Thanks for reminding me how far I've come.

Anyway, after 6 years of not working out, you're going to be totally fresh, level 1, absolute beginner. As you get stronger, you won't feel so sore from that kind of workout, and if you want to keep getting stronger, you have to add more exercises or do them at a greater intensity. Be sure to eat well too. Your body won't get stronger without some good fuel

it wasn't easily, i did them over a day, as in not everyone at once, i can only do about 10 at a time.

i was gonna say...100 at once is quite impressive for someone who hasn't done shit in years

Potassium (such as from bananas) helps get rid of muscle soreness, as does protein.
