Hi, I did squats 2 days ago as advised by /fit/ and now I can't move. My ass hurts everytime i sit to go pee! What do I do to get rid of this pain? Are there any supplements to help me recovery quickly? I feel like I have invisbile bruises on my buns and thighs. I can't move nor lay on my bed and sleep. It has been two days so I fear that I need to workout again to promote muscle growth am i waititng to long or should I take another day off? Is it safe to go running and continue cardio? Please help.

Oh, I can't believe how freaking weak I am down there. I am a runner and I run everyday and apparently it doesn't do anything for your ass. Do you all think I should work through the pain? because I don't know how much longer it is going to take and I want results.

working through the pain is the most retarded thing you can do. rest and allow your body to recover

rest and recover, when the soreness is faint then you can continue.

Now I know why everybody keeps recommending squats for everyone. Sucks.

I do squats heavy twice a week. I'm no fitness guru, but the soreness has pretty much dissipated compared to when i started doing it.

It's pretty satisfying when you can really tell about your progress. Just keep it up, and pay attention to form.

>OH GOD /fit/ I THINK I'M GOING TO DIE. I USED MY MUSCLES FOR THE FIRST TIME AND NOW THEY HURT BAWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

One day of rest is enough for squats, doing more squats will pump blood into the sore area and help

Ride a bike or walk for 15 min and then stretch. As previously stated, recovery after squats will get easier as your body gets used to the work load.

i do not feel anything after doing 4x100 reps empty squats. hell i don't even feel anything after heavy leg press, leg ext. + cardio. i missed that pain.

more weight? Hack squats? Front squats? One leg squats? What's the point of exercising legs if you can walk normal the next day?
