sup /fit/

so i've heard that starving yourself causes diabetes and other things that actualy does more harm to trying to slim down...

so what i've been doing is every 2 hours ive eaten something small, like a granola bar or somethin, and i carry around a water bottle (only thing I drink)

I go and swim about 20 laps in an olympic sized pool 2-3 times a week

tips/change in my plan? Haven't done it long so haven't seen if its going to work or not.

Sleeping 8 hours. 16 remain.

8 meals of a granola bar. 800-1200 calories per day depending on brand.

You'll lose weight but you won't retain muscle or feel that great. I'd be tempted to eat more and swim more but you can always do that later once you are at your target size. You'll have to build back up though and be careful because that isn't really a sustainable diet.

For me a diet has to be a lifelong sustainable thing otherwise I'll just put that weight back on once I quit.
