well done, OP!
I'm also struggling to quit. I notice a big difference in my energy levels and breathing even after a day of not smoking. Something that helps is reminding myself the craving will go away after 5 minutes, so even if I punk out and decide to go buy a pack, the cravings will usually be gone by the time I get to the store.
The only time I really cave is either when I've had some alcohol or when I'm feeling a strong emotion like anxiety, anger, jealousy, or extreme happiness.
