Ron Paul /fit/.

So I work out regularly, in some personal training thing with class that runs and weight lifts. I'm a semi good runner, and I can feel myself getting stronger and I can see it too.

Problem is, plain and simple, I'm still fat. I can't get motivated to eat better. I love eating fast food too much, and it shows.

How do I get motivated to eat better food?

You're going to die if you keep eating shitty food.

OR

Just run more to make up for it, pansy

I've been told this tons of times. It has no effect on me. You gotta die someway, you know?

Sounds like your attitude and your drive are the real problems here.

Get out of that 'LOL GONNA DIE SOMEDAY BETTER LIVE IT UP AND BE AN UNHEALTHY SLOB" mindset or you'll never have the proper environment inside your body for change.

And if you're too lazy to step up your routine ("Meh"..), you're not gonna break and plateus, and be stuck in fitness pergatory.

>Parkour
Google it.
Also a simple video by 9News about Parkour. (It's a pretty simple video to give you a *small* idea of Parkour)

Parkour is fun once you get into it.

If you want to become fit, and you are serious about this, it is a huge change in your lifestyle. For a lazy, fatass like you, I suggest doing things slowly.

Start replacing your meals with healthier choices. When you get used to that, cut the fast food and sweets, or at least limit it to three times a week. In a month, limit your "cheat meal" to one time a week. If you are serious about this, you can do it more quickly than if you have a lazy attitude now. Motivate yourself.

Wow. That's sick. I doubt that where I live (Maryland) has any good places for this type of thing, though.

And yeah. My drive sucks. I'm the kind of guy that will wake up one day and say "I feel like a diet! Tomorrow!" Then in 2 days I'll eat fast food.

I'm really not that lazy. I play lacrosse and soccer regularly. It's just my diet sucks and I eat more then I run off.

It's called free-running not parkour

Some of my friends and I do this, it's the best workout ever especially if you do it in a pretty urbanized area with alot of obstacles and shit.

Also it's called free running

if you are too fat to drop the fork on your own, buy an appetite suppressant product, AKA 'fat burner'.

this is the worst fucking idea ever. people need to stop suggesting it.

there are healthy foods that taste good (healthier than fast food at least). do a little research.
