Sup /fit/. Now I have a good row of abs and I have a pretty low bf%, but how in the hell do I go about getting abs like these?

I do p90 ab ripper X every other day so I think I'm getting there.

to get nice abs, do lots of weighted abdominal lifts to get muscular abs and diet/cardio to low enough bf % to show them. but, dont just be a faggot fratboy with a 6pack but puny everything else

I do power cleans, bench press, deadlifts, romanian deadlifts, bent over barbell rows, military press, dumbbell curls, dumbbell shrugs, and chinups so I work the whole body as well.

8% BF is when definition is pretty good. I'd say that pic is pushing around 5%.
