>>385169 pretty much the basics you see posted here a lot, now i eat 6 smallish protein based meals a day, most of my carbs in the morning, no alcohol no flour no sugar, but a cheat meal once a week. Hardest part of the diet was giving up alcohol. I didn't know as much when I started but in the beginning generally stayed away from bread and rice and pasta and sweets and ate less, drank lots of water.
Workout is changed up quite a bit from when I started, was in terrible shape couldn't do much, 20 mins on the eliptical and I'd be nauseous and coughing up tons of mucus. But i went to the gym every day and started incorporating weights as i learned about fitness. Now I work out for 1 1/2 hrs a day, 10 min cardio warmup, weights(compound lifts, as well as focusing on parts to get proportions right), 40 mins cardio after, or run a mile as fast as I can. I switch up workouts every week, increase weight, always try to incorporate new moves by watching fit ppl in the gym so I don't get used to exercises.
