I bought a pair of running shoes the other day, and today I just ran for my first time.

I did it by running an 8th mile, then I walked for 3/4ths of a mile, then I ran for another 8th mile.

Not much, but I'm off to a start, right?

High intensity interval training. Cardio with half the time, yet more results. Google it for specifics.
