/fit/, what are the pros and cons of taking muscle milk post work-out opposed to straight whey?

Pic unrelated.

Con: Lot's of fat that will slow down digestion.

I feel it's best to take muscle milk as a snack with a banana, or in place of a small meal.

Alright guys,

agree with all points, I do 100% Whey after workouts and then Muscle milk for snacks or before bed, cause it tastes awesome and I needs the calories.

Anyone know of anything close to Muscle Milk in terms of taste. That shit is awesome
>> well fuck your shit !SvVHiVQG4I
Take both muscle milk and 100% whey at the same time.

This should be obvious.

Are you fucking kidding me or do people who think soy has adverse effects on manhood really exist?

And what about phytoestrogen? Neither soy nor phytoestrogens in food cause the condition on the pic, so I guess you'll remain the misinformed retard.
