Get these for your push-ups. Do hammer curls. Start stretching your forearms after using da computer and workouts.

If the pain is constant, see a doctor.

i used to get pains in my wrist and hands from curls/benchpresses, but what i did was i just padded them and manned up. Then slowly, week after week, take some of the padding away until your hands get used to it.

I used Duct Tape, but yeah I'd assume something like what you showed would work. You can take layers off with Duct Tape tho =D

ok
i tried all of the curls and the hammer curls seem prett nice but im not sure if the wrist curls are getting it better.

i tried it with bandages and if they are tight enough the wrist feels better.. but i guess it somehow stops the blood flowing.. any tips how to wrap them?
