Ok, so I'm 23 years old, male, 5'10 and as of a few months ago weighed 275 lbs. I pretty much eat what I feel like, and strongly dislike the idea of being on a strict diet that doesn't let me eat certain things (not that I've ever tried it, really). I don't often have fast food though, so I suppose that's a plus.

Late October, I started a job at UPS loading packages onto the delivery vehicles in the morning. It's quite strenuous, and the activity is constant throughout my shift. Since then, I've lost at least 30 lbs when last I checked. I'd resigned myself to beig a fatass, but this progress makes me feel like I could actually get in shape again. I'd kinda like to get down to under 200 at least, as I never have been since I passed it the first time.

With the way I just seem to keep losing weight without changing my eating habits or exercising outside of work, I'll probably eventually lose a good bit more. Any suggestions on how to speed up the process without drastically changing my lifestyle?

Pic unrelated. I don't have any photos of me at the moment.

Sorry but that weight loss from your job will only go so far. You'll bottom out eventually if you haven't already.

So guess what: you DO need to change your eating habits, but you don't have to go on a strict diet unless you want to be mean and lean. Basically, eat the Lite and low fat/low sugar version of foods you're already eating. Junk food is just that: junk. Many people eat junk food out of habit, not just for the taste. So make your bad habit of junk food a good one by eating something else in its place.

Also, look into a strength training/muscle building program. Muscles are constantly burning energy so they will help you lose more fat.

Like, at a gym or something? How much does that sort of thing cost? I'm not exactly made of money right now.
