Doing pushups everyday Anonymous
Doing pushups every single day, bad idea? Should I only do it 3 days a week so that my body can rest?

I'd really like to do it everyday

Yes, you can absolutely do them everyday. I do a set of 40 when I wake up and before I go to sleep, each set with a 2 minute plank and 20 reverse crunches. I work out five days a week as well, and I find that if anything, the pushups/core exercises are great for keeping my muscles relaxed throughout the day.

i once did as many as i could when i woke up, when i came home from school and before i went to bed.

After a month or 2 i could do 180 pushups in a row. Then i stopped because it got boring and i realized it didnt give me size or great strength

wouldn't you get huge pecs from doing pushups until exhaustion 3 times a day? or would you need to add weight or do triangle pushups?

oh yah man, so fucking massive that you wouldnt fit through the door the next morning. liek. Mr. Olympia style awesomeness.

even funnier, is you likely weigh <120lbs, meaning you simply lack the loading ability to get substantial hypertrophy, regardless of time under tension.

the other option is taht you are simply too fucking fat, in which the WEIGHT (loading/tension/etc) will be there, but your ROM is compromised due to being a fat shit. this also leads to fail.

Man tits and a gut, nature's way of giving fat people a built-in 5-board for any horizontal push movement
