so here's another fatass that's in need of some help, i'm 181 cm(5,10 for you americans i think) and i weigh 74 kg(163 pounds). For training i'm out running 4-6 days a week and i run 4-5 km( around 3 miles) every time, and i'm out walking for 1 hour daily, and i walk fast, i also hit the gym like 2-3 times every week. and yes i count my calories and i eat about 1100-1200 each day, and no i don't eat anything stupid like candy or soda och shit like that. Anyway i'm not losing weight/fat and it's been almost 2 months now since i started, okey i lost 2 kgs but that sucks. so /fit/ wtf am i doing wrong?

so what do i need to measure that? i googled it a little and found a site that gave me some kind of answear and it said 18% bf,but i doubt that it's really accurate.

To estimate bodyfat, you'll need a scale and a fabric tape measure (like people use for making clothes).

You can use this one:
http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/bfb

Measure your stats weekly and track them over time.

Also, you' re not eating enough so your body is in "starvation mode" and holding onto fat for dear life.

Use this:

to figure out caloric requirements.
