Hello, /fit/

So I'm overweight. Under clothes i can make myself look pretty skinny but honestly before I'm about to get in the shower, I get REALLY self concious.

Now, I don't have access to a gym and my day doesn't have really ANY physical activity.

I'm also a big snacker. I just love chewing on things. I hate gum after like two peices, but I don't know what else to munch on!!

So are there any exercises i can do at home, and any foods I can much on? I really want to loose weight, and it seems like every time I try I just give up because I don't see results.

Also, heres my usual meals

Breakfast: Cup of Yogurt

Lunch: Bowl of cereal (generic honey bunches of oats) with bananas

Breakfast: Eat Cheerios for breakfast instead of yogurt, with skim milk. Not Honey Nut Cheerios... Cheerios. Drink water.

Snack: Some fruit. Drink water.

Lunch: Eat some sort of fish with vegetables. Drink water.

Snack: Some whole wheat crackers/chips. Drink water.

Dinner: Eat some poultry or very lean red meat with some brown rice/beans. Drink water.

I decided to go one better and just write up a guide for retards and post it on a free forum, i will post it here when its done in a day and get advice from everyone on refining it to remove any untrue statements and replace them with true statements, it will be on the basis of losing weight with a high protein, low carbs diet, no fad diets included. If it gets good feedback, i'll start adding in recipes and spam it to hell on /fit/ when these topics crop up.

Exercise:

Morning: Run around your block until you don't think you can run anymore, then run some more. Eat breakfast. Drink water.

Evening: Do sit ups till you don't think you can do anymore, then do some more. Same for push ups, lunges, chin ups, jumping squats. Or do burpees. Eat dinner. Drink Water.

Night: Get 8 hours sleep.
