Hey /fit/, I've been trying to fix my diet so that I'm eating good food in small portions about every three hours, but then I realized that I'm really not eating many vegetables throughout the day, what are some good ones to try and throw in to my meals?

Broccoli, cucumber, yellow squash, zucchini, pumpkin, peppers (green, red, yellow), onions.

plus anything green, and leafy(the darker the better): spinach, romaine, collard greens, mustard greens.

BEANS!!!!!!!!!!! black beans or pinto beans, and LOTS of them! Fucking fills you up, makes you poop, and feel wonderful. plus protein baby!

All these veggies have FIBER! Fiber is AWESOME! IT WILL make you less fat, and make you MORE muscular. No matter how much you get, you still need more FIBER!!!!

Get your whole fat intake for the week in two of them.

Throw them into a stir-fry. Saute them. Season them and serve with meats. Etc.
