So I really hate fish. What other food can replace fish in terms of proteins and other healthy shit?

I know that fish is good for you but I really can't stand it so don't waste your breath and tell me to eat it. There's gotta be some other way.

Not much, man. Fish are like the Top Tier of protein. Very low fat and very high protein and a tremendous variety.

skinless chicken breast and white meat turkey are your next best bet. Beef is good too but only the very lean cuts. Don't forget about your dairy, too. Skim milk and low fat yogurt and cottage cheese and whatnot

If you don't like fish taste then find a recipe with flavors that overpower the fish taste. There are tons of sauces out there you can saute along with your fish that will combine really well.

Or you could just take fish oil (yawn).

OP here. I ate salmon a few times but it's just so tasteless and it has a weird texture. Isn't the most pleasent feeling when you eat it. I never eat anything at home, I always eat outside, so that's one more problem.

Tuna is the cheapest and full of protein.

Try halibut. Everyone likes halibut.
