So, fit I am 5' 10" and nearly 200 pounds. Yes I know, I'm fat as hell.

Anyways, I want to Iose fat (mainly upper legs and entire abdominal) and gain muscle (Just upper body, that's all the girls really care about). I don't have a gym membership so I was wondering if you could recommend me some home exercises to help me reach my goal. I'm already planning on doing push-ups and going jogging so that much is covered.

Remember, exercises only. I am not changing my diet.
