also, um, do those things where you lie on your back with knees bent to a 45 degree angle/feet on the floor, then force your hips upward so you form a straight slope from your shoulders (still on the ground) to your knees.
seriously, i did several 20-30 second reps of this every morning all spring and i've noticed at LEAST a few cm of difference in my lower butt and upper thighs
