Hey /fit/fags, i'm asking this question to already massed & experianced guys, what is your routine to shred bodyfat most efficiantly?

I'm already packing some muscle and 6 weeks of exams and some holidays really added to my waistline. And i had somehow figured i'd just lose it in the summer, but almost three weeks of drinking myoplex carb sense & myoplex original, with pretty healthy eating and a 50 minute hardcore cardio session 2 times a week along with my weightlifting would do something, but..

3 weeks and NO RESULTS, my waist is exactly the same, tell me /b/.. what am i doing wrong? More cardio?

*I've started jogging in the morning with hopes that it will help..
*I drink black coffee(black as in african nigger black) in my breaks at work
*I take fish oil & udo's oil

More cardio, cap your carbs at max 100g a day and fill up on protein and good fats. Alternate cardio/lifting days, or just go with cardio every day. Been doing the above for 4 1/2 months now and lost about 51lb, granted i was a fat fuck and lost alot in the first few months but i now see it starting to slow down to a constant 2lb +/- a week. Total of 24cm lost on my waist so far.

cut your calories by 300. max 500.
more cardio, more weights.
What is your program? Do a 5x5 like stronglifts.com or SS.

stop drinking that crap first of all, whenever you feel like eating between meals, have a boiled egg or something.
And WAY more fucking cardio. An hour EVERY day of brisk walking on a treadmill or eliptical will be much better than your two 50 minute super intense cardio sessions.

I'm doing the same thing, cutting the fat, hang in there champ. I'm even doing an hour of cardio every morning and then going back to the gym in the afternoons for weights and more cardio if I slacked. I do low intensity so I dont hurt anything, remember that overtraining will set you back more than you gain.

Although i'm not on ripptoe or something like that, my workout program might be considered a bastard child of ripptoe,max ot and my own twisted mind = few reps, many sets, heavy shit

I shall take your advice dear sir, i'm incorporating morning jogs every weekday, with weightlifting in the evenings(weekdays and weekends)
