Balance training Anonymous
So what is a good balance training aparatus. I am considering making a balance board but I figure that there are some good exercises i could do too

stand on one foot holding your leg in different positions.

Actually, if you want balance for a specific activity, do that activity more. Simple as that. Same goes with endurance. There isn't a catch-all exercise that makes you run faster, do more pushups and balance at one foot at the same time. If there was, we'd all be doing it.

Agreed. for the handstands you could get a friend to hold up your legs and then let go when you feel balanced enough and keep trying at it until you can balance good enough. With standing on one leg while moving the other one around you could stand near a wall and practice with the wall for a support incase you start falling. Or something like that
