So, when i first started working out I was 210. i started working out on and off for about 2 weeks, and just recently have I started working out everyday. Id say ive been doing so for about a week and a half, and now I weight 205. I workout for at least an hour or more a day, I go on those bike things for about 30 minutes then i do some weights then i might go back on the bike. i eat small meals throughout the day to keep myself from starving or anything. Am I doing good so far?
