So, I've been working on myself now for about 6 months, I used to be around 240 lbs. and really unshapely <_> I now weigh in at 209 lbs. and I am feeling MUCH better.Anyone know of an excersise though that I can run through to tear away at the little left of my lovehandles?Pic related, it's me
Gain muscle mass around the body so your BMR increases and it will be much easier to lose weight. For next four-six months eat high protein diet and few extra calories.
cut your hair, it will make you look less fat
i know it's kinda gay to say this, but congratulations.>>66423is right about the increased muscle mass. do deadlifts, squats, and overhead press & some supplemental lifts.
Yeah good stuff, on the right track
exercises don't remove love handles, diet does. don't kid yourself, you're still above 20% bodyfat. Get down to 15% or so and you'll be happy.
