Tap water. It's good around here. A few swigs every hour usually. More if I'm especially thirsty.

I drink pop all the time but there's always lots of bottled water in the fridge too. Right now the brand is "Presidents Choice" or some shit.

If I'm at home, tap of course. Otherwise Ramlösa. Though I mostly don't drink water when I'm not at home anyway.

Tap water. Usually filtered if I can.

It takes three bottles of water to make the plastic bottle you buy in stores.. why waste that much? And Dasani is only purified tap water.. taken from India.

Just keep one large plastic bottle and fill it with tap water. You'll save yourself a pretty good deal of money in the long run.

Vittel without gas.

It's much easier to drink than water with gas, so I can easily drink 2 liter of it per day.

Tap water is pretty clean here as well, but I don't feel well when drinking it.

I hate people who bitch about the taste of tap water.

IF YOUR TAP WATER HAS A BAD TASTE, YOU SHOULDN'T BE USING IT FOR BATHING OR COOKING, BECAUSE SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH IT.

Tap water in scotland is fail - majorly.
We've got decent filters and stuff, but if it floods in certain areas, you cant drink the water cause its fucking light brown cause the rain has fucked with the mud & made it go into the resavoir.
Also, a year or two back, some epic dog shat in the resavoir, and gave the water superaids - if you drank the tap water, you got REALLY ill.

Plastic deteriorates refilling it over and over again breaks down the container and you thus begin to drink water with plastic particles in it, which needless to say is harmful to you.
>> Anonymous
Tap. I've been wondering if it's worth it to invest in some kind of filter but since my water tastes fine, it seems like a waste of money.

gallon of tap water

When I started off I was drinking a half-gallon of water a day, stopped drinking KoolAid and Pepsi.

Kept that up for about 4 months until winter set in and drinking that kind of water in a cold enviroment wasn't really doing me any favors. Now its Diet Coke all the way. 0 Calories, so its not really hurting me.

you know this is why bottled water has an expiration date? it does this after the expiration date. tl;dr dont buy drinks that are out of date, even if they are marked down in price, it mimmics the female hormone or some bs. tl;dr: it'll give you testicular cancer
>> Anonymous
>>2839
Haha, very likely. I just can't stand water with my meals. Coffee for breakfast, cup of soda with dinner. Repeat until shopping day next week.

>>it mimmics the female hormone or some bs.

any type of unfermented soy does the same thing. just check how much food nowadays has soy in it. im sure its the leading cause of the pussification of men and the bulldykeiness in woman.

Well yeah, but I'm mainly questioning the act of refilling a bottle with tap water many times over. Because that's what I do. I start with a new bottle of water, and then just reuse that bottle with water out of my fridge's water spout. The same bottle will last me months, but it's not like I let the water just sit there. I drink it regularly, and refill 4-5 times a day.

Does this pose the same threat? If so, how frequently should I consider changing bottles?
>> Anonymous
Before you refill your bottle, fill it 1/3rd of the way up and swish that around for a few seconds. Dump that out. It won't solve the problem, but it'll help.

3 Liters of water and 1 Liter of milk a day.

What the fuck you mean what kind of water?! Water is fucking water. If you buy bottled water because you are afraid of all the BS they say about tap then you are a fucking idiot.

alternatively, you can get a metal water bottle like www.mysigg.com, and use that. No leaching of any sort (i just got one :) )

Also, for runners, i've heard flat (not carbonated) coke is one of the best things to drink (coming from a runner friend) during runs.

Bottles usually start breaking down after the 4 or 5 refill, it then begins to go exponentially where you begin to ingest more and more of it.

If you are using store bought water bottle (packaged water) is about 4-5, but a Nalgene uses a different type of plastic and is much more durable. But should be replaced every few months or so.

Unless you take the fluoride out, enjoy your bone cancer, listlessness, and state-sponsored slow death.

Protip: Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia were the first to start heavily fluoridating water. You do the math.
