Hey /fit/, this is probably a recurrent topic here, but I need help.

I have gynecomastia, not as big as in this pic, but it's bothering me for years now. I enrolled in a gym last April, stopped in August and restarted again last week, so I could lose some fat that I have both in the gut and breasts and not to feel so ashamed about the problem. But I think this breast fat won't ever go away without surgery, which is probably expensive.

Is there anyway to try to reduce this fat? I can clearly see that my pecs are more developed than when I started but there is a fat layer that I can't get rid of. I always say to people that I want to lose even more weight but they say that that will only happen if I'm dying, they think i'm thin enough.

pic related, not me fortunately.

Go have a surgery, it's the only way.

You sound anorexic. I would suggest seeing a psychiatrist to pinpoint what has caused your eating disorder.

you dont have gynecomastia you excuse making faggot

gynecomastia is actual breast tissue that develops in males, youre just still fat and making excuses, its pretty rare to have a legitimate case

tighten your chest muscles and do more cardio

You seem to have a serious case of disgusting fatass. Too many people claim to have in when you are just fat. Eat better workout no man tits.

I'm not anorexic, at least physically lol. I'm 180 cm and 71,5kg

I'm not making excuses, I try to go to the gym everyday and this really isn't motivating. I'm doing more and more cardio each time i go to the gym. Anyway, my more large than normal aureolas may say that i indeed have a case of gineco.

Those aren't real measurements.

Either you're dumb, or you're American, which can roughly be the same.

Nice. You're on an American site, mate.

And OP, the wiki page that you got your picture from states, "...losing weight will not reduce the glandular component and patients cannot target areas for weight loss".

So like>>342803said, surgery is your only option if you actually have this abnormality. Anyway, your fatness is likely to be the culprit of your areolae stretching. So get off your ass and commit to some HIIT.
