Push-ups, I don't think I'm doing them right. It's usually form over blah, but are there any tips you can provide that are not on the first few google searches for how to do a pushup properly.

Tricep presses, go to the bottom of your stairs, face away from them. put your arms on the 2nd stair and do an "arm squat" while bending at the elbows.

Just do push ups with your hands on a couch, or chair, or table, or counter--anything elevated. It makes it way easier. Once you can do a few like that, you'll have the strength to do a normal one.

Pushups ez mode -
Sissy pushups.

Pushups normaly, just balance at your knee instead of toes. ~3 Sissy pushups equal 1 standart pushup strengh wise. Once you can do ~5 sissy pushups do normal pushups.
