so yeah i just started training in jan and have seen pretty good improvements. I'm currently in iraq so its hard to follow a program so I usually just go with a particular muscle group in mind and do a set of exercises that i feel like. Right now I doday 1- chest/abs2- back/abs3- rest4- bi/abs5- shoulders/tris6-restrepeatI do cardio whenever I got the time for it. I usually go for 7 reps and every now and then 10 unless its push ups or something like that. I geuss what I'm asking is it good to continually swtich what your workouts are? And is it good to usually just do 7 reps? I'm trying to go for more strength than anything else
you devote an entire workout to biceps? the tiny muscle the size of a baseball...get your priorities straight
