drink lots of watas with creatine, eat whey after lifting and casein proteins before sleep

90% of supplements are bullshit
the only ones really worth the money are:
1) multivitamin
2) whey protein
3) creatine
just remember that they are designed to help and wont replace proper diet and exercise, and they wont work miracles. if they gave you the ability to do something that you wouldn't be able to do with out them then they would be drugs, not supplements.

Don't expect anything great from creatine. It can increase your strength and add size to your frame. However, that doesn't mean it will do it like d-bol.

If you do spend money on it, drink plenty of water.

4) Glutamine (a little controversial, but myself and quite a few accounts I've read/heard seem to agree that it helps)
5) Caffeine
6) Casein
7) Ephedrine/ECA stack (lol)

All these NO pump products are just some arginine with stuff added.
Buy some generic cheap arginine-hcl and you get the same effect.
