oK first thing you have to do is to use machiens. Free weights make you too bulky. Next, eat lots of sugar because it has lots of calories and calories make you stronger. then you have to spot reduce all the fat in the areas you want to tone (e.g. if you want to spot reduce over abs, do abs exercises). Finally, don't do squats. Squats will make your legs too big, and then you can't wear your skinny jeans.
