Hey /fit/, I want to start doing olympic lifts but I am having trouble getting into the "rack position". I think it's a flexibility problem. Anyone know of stretches or exercises that will increase my flexibility in my arms or any tips for good technique?Pic related, my arms don't bend that way.

I though I had the same problem as well, but if you push your shoulders forward, and try to have the bar rest on that, it makes it a lot easier to just have your fingertips under the bar.
no op but i have the same problem. what part of shoulders should the bar be resting on? the lateral delts or the front delts?
Just work on the broomhandle.Try power cleans with low weights.Stronglifts.com has a good explanation how to do them.
The Op's pic is a good example of where the bar should be. I push my shoulders a bit more forward, but whatever.The bar should be almost choking you as you lift.
