Ok /fit/, shopping list time. Keep in mind that I'm a college student, and money is an issue (Market Basket is a savior). No stove or oven either, so everything has to be eaten as is or microwaved.Right now, I'm pretty much living off of cereal, protein shakes, cottage cheese, and bananas. What should i pick up to add to my lackluster diet? (I'm currently cutting right now)
Tuna, oatmeal.
cinnamon with the oatmeal, flaxseed meal, any kind of chili or baked beans so you can get more fiber and protein. peanut butter and jelly sandwiches... coffee is your friend as well;' just buy a french press (cheap as fuck)
