Well /fit/ thats me and, and I know there is a lot of douchebagery in this photo but lets disregard that.

And lets just say, I need to lose weight, Im tired of always being just the funny fat kid etc etc.

/fit/ I won't have Gym access until October this year. but until then, what outdoor exercises could I do beside the normal jogging etc. I do about hmm 15 minutes on a electronic bike everyday and for now that it a long with some situps.

Also, is jump roping a decent exercise? Im decent at that and its a lot more fun than just running for me.

6 small meals a day, count your calories, and walk/job/run 45 minutes a day. Don't count the walking you do regularly on a daily basis. I mean in addition to that.

eat decent and smaller portions, jog and also find some good stairs to go up and down like a faggot (it works great tho).

i know about a million bleating sheep will all scream SQUATZ at the same time one writes in this threat but for easy outdoor excersises that build muscle and cut fat i would suggest PUSHUPS, SIT-UPS AND ANYTHING THAT KEEPS YOU MOVING. its simple, i use to be the chubby funny kid full of lulz. i decided to get off my fat ass and get moving. so far im doing very well. went from 180 to 142.

Consecutive nonsense. Squats is the fastest way to physical perfection. Load the plate heavy to test your limits, or do the bodyweight version to make your heart race.
