most of the trouble i think people have is that they tell themselves they need a cigarette fuck i need a cigarette. imagine what it's like to not need them, and then go there. you can solve a lot of problems like that.
there is some british guy that does something similar. basically the key in mental, and not about MENTAL STRENGTH BEING TOUGH AND HARD AND BLASTING THROUGH RAWR, it's just about a change in headspace.
