Hey /fit/.

I've been doing a new routine this week that consists of a full body routine on mon/wed/fri and HIIT training on tue/thu/sat.

I notice that I get hungy as hell all day long on the full body days...is that normal/ok?

all that means is that you're not consuming enough food to accomodate your new level of physical activity..

You need a new diet. I suggest something heavy in carbs.

I'm trying to lose a bit of weight....so should I have a carb heavy morning and less carbs as the day progresses?

This is relevant to my interests. I've noticed the same thing. Not so much hungry from the cardio.

Yea...cardio days a awesome. I have tons of energy, I eat light and usually feel great. The lifting days are good too, the whole full body thing is new to me and I dig it, but I just worry about eating too much.

Most of the people undereat. seriously. take your daily food intake and get it in calories. you'll be surprised. I thought i was overeating actually i was consuming 500 less than the average suggested for males.
