hey, /fit/, I have a couple questions (which I'm sure have been asked a million times before):

Should I buy whey protein to get bigger? I'm 5'9'', 140lbs now and I want to buff up a little. if not, what do you recommend?

Also, what size weights do you think I should get? I use to do 20s but I lost access to them and I'm thinking if I do 25s 4-5 times a week it might be more effective (but I don't really know anything about muscle gain).

Other than lifting freeweights (and SQUATS) is there any other exercise that I should do to gain muscle?

I bought pictured book and am using it to eat healthier (it also has some info on muscle gaining). Thanks, /fit/!
