I am 19. 5'9. 143 lbs. Trying to get way bigger, but just can't seem to take in enough calories each day. What are some big calorie meal options that are quick and fairly cheap? (Price isn't that much of an option, I just don't want to be told an 8 doller sub or something.) Advice, /f/?

^ DO IT. I personally find i build ALOT better by eating normal diet, but supplement with protein after workouts.

you could always pick up some muscle milk, that stuff has a surprising number of calories per serving. and 9 out of 10 newfags on /fit/ agree, its the best there is.
