I want to lose some body fat.Between the hours of 8 and 5 on Monday-Friday, I cannot eat. School+Commute+Work make it impossible. I've heard that this is practically a diet breaker--going that long without eating makes the 5-6 mini-meal a day thing impossible. I can go to the gym after 5, so the physical activity aspect of weight loss is covered (I enjoy this part the most--not a lazy fuck).That having been said, is there a way to maximize my weight loss through my diet? As in.. Not eating carbs as my after work "fast breaker," or eat a lot of something in the morning to keep my metabolism up throughout the day?My calorie goal is 1200-1400 daily.

6 mini meals is ideal but not necessary. I work a similar schedule and my recommendation isEat Breakfast, Pack a lunch, Eat a good hearty dinner, have a snack before bed.
