hi /fit/what do you think of 'burpees'? I tried them, but they seemed very unnecessary. I tend to like standing squat excercises (without weights, not SQUATZ) or yoga.

The point of burpees is to elevate your heart rate and train your cardiovascular system through anaerobic means.
