Hey /fit/, I need some advice. I'm an 18 year old male looking to start working out for pretty much the first time. I've been wanting to do it for awhile, but I never knew how to start. The picture is of me taken today. I'm about 6 feet tall and weigh about 135 lbs. I definately want to gain muscle, mostly in my chest. I'm a drummer too, so I was wondering what type of work outs I should do to help me and if I should workout before or after drumming. I own a weightset so I can do both on and off. Thanks!

Do you want to GAIN heavy muscle, or just define the muscle that you already have (doesn't look like all that much, no effence).

Eat more protien, do pushups to build nice pecs, situps to get abs, and pullups. Yeah, those boring old exercises. Nothing fancy. You don't have much fat so you will show results fast.
