/fit/when ever I get a proper workout I get really sleep nowadays. Does this happen to everyone or am I not getting enough energy in my day?
I think you should sleep better having used up a lot of energy during the day. Make sure you're getting enough protein and carbs during the day if you really feel exhausted, but sleep/rest is very important when training.
you probably need to eat more carbs, eat more brown rice and whole wheat pasta.
