What's the best exercises for me to do? (Cardio) I'm 4'6", 118.4 lbs (16-years-old). Quite the fatty and looking for a sort of untoned, soft six pack with a skinny looking body.

I'm eating pretty much only eating sushi now and not finding it difficult, if that helps. =P

Sushi's actually not that great, since it's so carb-heavy with the white rice and the fish portions are so small. And I would hope you're eating other things, like fruits and vegetables.
Exercise wise, jogging, bicycling, jumprope, the usual cardio sweating routine, about an hour a day.

usually it's a question of availability.

just run if your body can take it. if it's too sore on your joints, swim/bike/walk to build some muscle, then move back to running.

well you're still growing, so i wouldn't lift that hard...but do invest time in a lot of cardio, like everyone else has been saying
