3:45-4:15 (I have everything planned out, but I leave in some leeway for bad days)
~0:45-1:45 light ~0:45-1:45 medium ~0:45 heavy (HIIT mostly, weight training is tough, but most of it is just waiting for the next set of reps, so not really "heavy" exercise)
