OP, if you lost a fair fight, it was fair. Dont listen to these fucking niggers and mexicans.
You have the right idea. If you REALLY want to challenge him and win, then get to training. Either enroll in a martial arts school or a boxing gym.
Martial arts will teach you how to end fights though. You will learn how to really hurt people. So, I suggest just learning how to box.
I just hope you stay honorable and fight fair when the time comes. Your pride may be wounded now, but if you fight dirty, it is forever damaged.
So, to answer your questions:
a) Average diet answer: Cut out as much processed foods as you can...especially foods with added sugar or fake sugar(marketed as Diet). Do not drink any other beverages besides water on a regular basis. But, always have a cheat food that you eat/drink occasionally so that you dont go crazy. (mine are beer/booze on the weekends)
b) As you can tell from your loss in the fight, you need endurance. Start running. Also work on your strength. Pullups, pushups, crunches, and dips are great home exercises. But if you train in an art, the exercises will be part of the training.
bottom line: to become skilled at fighting, you have to fight. So in essence, you are that much better of a fighter now after your loss. You know more of what to expect/do for the next time.
