Hey /fit/, I've been working out for a few months now with pretty decent results, but I need to get into a healthy diet to go along with it. I'm pretty skinny already and I don't want to gain a bunch of weight, just muscle. I want to start doing the 6 small meals a day thing, but I'm not sure where to start.

What does your daily diet look like? Picture not related.

breakfast: rice protein + rice milk
lunch: chicken
afternoon: rice protein + rice milk
dinner: chicken
before/after workout: rice protein + rice milk

not sure if it'd work for anyone else, but it's worked out great for me, just took a couple of weeks to get used to

basically a vegan except for the chicken. Would prefer soy milk and protein but there's as much estrogen in it as cow's milk.
