for the past month ive been really busy moving into a new house and such. i havnt gone to the gym in a month.. i want to keep losing weight though so im reducing my calorie intake. im a chick, 5'6 and i weigh 198. im wondering, should i stick with the basic plan many of you have of eating a few small meals a day? or should i just drink alot and eat about 1 or 2 things a day?

eat nothing. wait until you have to crawl on your knees to the fridge then eat some celery.

go with the basic plan. also try to do any exercise you can, any at all. hell even DDR or something is better than nothing.

any cardio exercise? or just anything like push ups and crap?

both would be great. i'd expect cardio to help keep your metabolism up more so than resistance (i.e. push ups and crap.)
