>>457741 That's the thing, I DO eat healthy foods. I was just saying that I cannot eat salads EVERY SINGLE DAY like I did last year. I'm willing to have salads a couple times a week, but not every day. What I was saying was even when I was exercising regularly and intensively I couldn't get rid of those last few pounds of fat wrapped around my abdomen. Also, who actually wants to exercise just to exercise (without ulterior motives)? I want to lose weigh, therefore I know I have to exercise, but I can never keep doing it, which is why I asked about how people keep motivated. For one thing, it hurts to run. I have exercise-induced asthma, so every time I do run it feels like my lungs are on fire, and my throat constricts. Also, I notice my teeth hurt after and while running. Idk if this happens to anyone else. Maybe it's something to do with the excess blood which swells my throat or whatever, idk.
