I don't know how to make that kind of diet. How do I tell what my "daily calorie level" or whatever is? How do I make sure that 10% only is from fat?

Are there any good books out there on the subject?

I'm a 19 year old making an effort to be fit for the first time in my life, I have no idea about any of this stuff. The only thing I did in the past was play sports and stuff.
