Dear /fit/, Ive been craving one of these tim hortons chocolate brownie Iced capp supremes this weekend. I havent had one for a while but lately Ive been eating a lot healthier and excercising more frequently and I know moderation is the key but I will just feel like I have lost if I get one. Im not a fatass, I just want to try to get a bit thinner and build a little muscle. Convince me not to walk across the street to go get one. Also Ive been working out quite a bit today. But these things have to be terribly unhealthy for you.

I prefer the mint chocolate one. Tastes good.

If you want one, go get one. You sound like you have been doing pretty good, so reward yourself. A cheat day is ok once in a while. Share it with someone if you don't want all of it.

If you're doing well, cheat days are good for a few reasons.
1) Help you stick to it on non cheat days through rewarding yourself.
2) Varying your caloric intake is better for keeping your metabolism high and preventing your body from adjusting to your routine.

it's not really a big deal dude unless your in competitions and need to get like 4% body fat then there is no reason you can't have this for a snack. The only problem with these things is some ppl just keep eating them constantly just cause the taste and aren't even hungry thats how you get fat.

The only time you wouldn't want to drink these is when your going for a super low body fat i'm talking body building competition low.

Op here, I went out and ended up getting the Iced capp like I said and also a cheese crescent. I ate the ice capp and then felt bad so I threw it up and now I feel retarded. Ive never done something so stupid and never though I would be the kind of guy to do something like that. I still plan on eating the crescent and keeping it down but wtf was I doing just now?

well your hurting yourself thats pretty much what your doing throwing it up was more harmful than just having one for a fuck snack dumb ass lol

Op here again, I know throwing up is harmful due to the HCL that comes back up but the cream/ice mixture really just mixed in with my stomach contents and I felt no acidity at all. But Im not trying to defend myself, I know im a dumbass

butterscotch ice cap supremes are the best.

Make sure they add a LOT of whipped cream.

I think I'm good for a while, but thanks.

Whenever I eat or drink something incredibly sugary, I get sick from it. I can't stomach more than a can or two of pop, or a single ice cap.

what i've been doing (and i've lost 20 lbs since xmas with work being my only exercise) is when i really want to have fast food, or something like that, i think to myself "when was the last time i ate something really unhealthy?"
if it was more than a week or two ago, i'll have something... not a lot, just something... like a double cheeseburger and small fries... the cravings are gone, i don't go insane, and i lose some weight...

I find it hard to resist cravings when the only food available to me isn't the best.
