Oatmeal (Or cream of wheat), and a Peanut butter and jam sandwich.

As fast as you can get, and loaded with protein. Whether you're trying to gain or lose weight, protein is incredibly important.

If you eat lots of protein while trying to lose weight, you'll crave the bad shit less.

Where as for people trying to gain weight, its the building blocks for muscles.

im tring to gain some weight actually but it seems that no matter how much i eat i never get fat on arms and chest. Only around belly and ass. On a sidenote, i eat alot but only like 3 times a day.
Anyway, thanks for your help.

If you can afford it, look into purchasing some Myoplex. It's a meal replacer. Really, to gain mass, you should be eating something like 6 meals a day, spaced out a few hours.

A replacer like Myoplex makes this easier by allowing you to substitute it for 3 of those meals, while just making your regular 3 meals.

Also check out MHP's "Up Your Mass". It has ridiculous amounts of protein and calories.

i know that it won't hurt me but i prefer not to take any of those stuff. Natural way for the win ;p

....There's nothing unnatural about proteins and calories, but...Whatever you say, buddy.

If you were talking about steroids here, I'd agree with you whole-heartedly; but there's nothing wrong with a healthy supplement.
