Creatine
Hi. I've recently started taking creatine about two weeks ago as I'm underweight for my age and was hoping to put some weight on.

However I haven't been exercising regularly as I was hoping just to gain some weight rather than to build up muscle. I was wondering if this means the creatine is going to waste? Do you NEED to exercise after taking creatine to see its effects, or can you just take it and it'll help you put on weight anyway?

Mine said that he asked his doctor about it, and the doctor said that it basically fills your muscles up with water, so when you stop working out you lose everything.

Is this true? y/n

Creatine allows your workouts to last longer. Creatine phosphate can regenerate ATP (cellular energy carrier) by phosphorylating ADP ("used" ATP) without using any more glycolysis or respiration products.

Also, needs more muscle milk, HGH, protein, and power bars.

If you want to put on weight without exercising just eat a shit ton of food and get fat. It's not that fucking complicated.
