Workouts without any equipment Anonymous
I kinda stopped working out after classes ended (i use the gym in my uni), i kept on running a bit around my block, and i've been doing pushups and sit-ups, but im getting tired of just doing that, i need weightless and zero equipment exercises, please help me /fit/.

What are your goals?

just to be fit and healthy generally, lose some extra pounds and gain some muscle, nothing too big

It's obviously not working for the guy in the pics. Try something else OP. Try getting much bigger and stop when you like what you see.

Maybe you should buy a pullup bar and place it around your living room.
It's easy to do a few sets a day when it's right there.

You could also put a towel over a door and use that if you don't want to get a bar.

place or find something you can use as a pullup bar
pullups are a good compound exercise

You can get one up these for as little as $20-30.

The exercises in the pic are for strength, not to look good. There are so many faggots on this board who care more about visible abs than actual strength and fitness

Handstand pushups, divebomber pushups, dragon flags, janda situps, planche progressions, pull ups, pistols, one-arm push ups, bear walks, alligator crawlings, tumbling just to name a few

if you do it right, you'll get both out of your training...
