I have a naturally long and skinny face. I hate it and I want to "fill it out" by gaining weight. I don't want a fat body though, I just want some extra fat on my lanky face.

If I gained weight by eating more, but also did a lot of ab and chest exercises, do you think I can gain a little fat on my face without my body looking bloated?

Picture unrelated.

Just eat head cheese. The fat from it can only be processed in your cheeks.

you know how people say spot reduction is a myth? you know, the myth that people can remove fat just from their gut by doing crunches?

well, the opposite is true. you can't gain fat in just one area while you work out the others. you might gain 5 pounds and not one pound will show on your face but you'lll get a gut. well, not from five pounds, but you know what i say

so yeah...no, it wont work, dont try to get fat to fill in one area, it's genetic, there is nothing you can do about it.

You could gain some weight in general. Gaining 5 pounds of fat won't be noticeable if you put on 10 pounds of muscle, you'll still be in proportion. Otherwise, just grow a beard or some muttonchops, it can make your face appear fuller if you shape it right.
