Ok /fit/ I am 6ft2inch and weigh around 12.5 stone which gives me a BMI of around a 22.2. I am quite muscley but i have a layer or fat over some muscles (mainly stomach area).
Would cardio training along with situps and small weight training make me lose this layer of fat to reveal more muscle, or cause me to lose alot of muscle? i have started running around 5km per day as my cardio and doing 100-150 situps, any suggestions?

Yeah, I'm storing just a little on my abdomen and hips. If I lie down and flex my abs I can see some definition; I'm 18 btw, but after about two months of moderate cardio I haven't seen much improvement.

Might be a genetic thing.
