hang very light weights from your lower jaw (you have to get something that holds onto your bottom teeth such as a clothes hanger). do sets of 10 of very slow reps just lowering and closing your lower jaw. next do very slow left and right motion in sets of 10 still using the weight. this will strengthen your jaws and help burn fat on your face and neck. chew gum vigorously for as long as you can do build jaw endurance and continue to burn facial fat. spot reduction ftw
