Since there hasn't been enough shitstorm lately, if you had to save a running technique from the apocalypse, either (proper) HIIT, or 40min-1hr distance running, which would you save and why?
>> Anonymous
HIIT is SHIIT. When the zombie apocalypse comes, you will wish you were a distance runner. Remember, zombies don't have a "30 seconds of rest" period.

HIIT makes you better at running as well as sprinting

steady state cardio just makes you better at running

the guy who does HIIT has a better chance of escaping zombie dogs, and he can hold his own when it comes to endurance as well.

There is no reason why you shouldn't be able to do both.

> running technique

Fuck this, HIIT is not a running technique. Let's talk about if you're better off with heel strikes versus mid-foot strikes against a Zombie horde.

Are you implying that you can't read? who said anything about lifters

HIIT. Because everyone would be getting their ass chewed off by zombies while they turn up the speed dial on the treadmill in a desperate bid to escape.

Any tips on how to increase my sprinting speed?

I'm guessing SQUATZ and...?

Running for a very long time just makes you good at running for a very long time and I see no point in that.
