hey /fit/. I've been looking around various sites, as well as books, and I see so many ways to work on the abdominals... but I honestly don't know where to even start or what I should really do. I want nice, fit abs. nothing too big, just wanna tone them out. I used to weigh around 200lbs, and now I'm down to like 150lbs. 5'9-5'10ft. I wouldn't really even call myself fat, but it seems that a little bit of blubber or something's on my tummy... I'm not even sure if it's skin from losing so much weight... what could I do to work this off, and actually get the abs? I've been doing plenty of cardio lately.

help this anon out! pic related...I guess.

The most overrated exercise protocol ever and a current trend.

You'd have to lose more body fat to see your abs. You'll just look like a skinny guy with underdeveloped abs though. To get the kind of abs the guy in your picture has you'd have to go and develop your entire body and core for about 2-3 years, then go on a diet to reveal your muscle belly.
