hi guys, I'm headed to a program called youth challenge and personally I can't wait. not because I'm a high school dropout who will get a GED, but because of the body i will get out of it.

the program includes, running 5 miles before breakfast, about 200 pushups scattered throughout the day (50 after breakfast, 50 midday, 100 afternoon or something like that) random pullup sessions, and another random physical activity before dinner. it's basically just rough PT for 6 months.

im currently 6'0 173 lbs and 13% body fat.

pic related, me last month. bad picture i guess, you can't really see my body and I look scrawny. anyway, how should I expect my body to change? will only my upper body be defined and have runner legs? how will that look? i can't do squats in there :(

Something like would be perfect for me. I lack motivation & only end up sore the next day when I feel like it. I need someone forcing me to do all that stuff, especially running 5 miles before breakfast? Fuck, I would just sleep some more then cook some Tortinos when I wake up. Then run....10 hours later for 10 minutes -_-
