Sup /fit/ I dont think the pic shoes how visible my deformity is, but one side of my sternum is bigger than the other. Its pretty noticeable, even more so because im skinny. Are there any exercise that i can do to try to even it out? This things really brings me down
get overall more muscular and stronger.my 8th and 9th ribs on the left side are shorter and it was really noticeable when i weighed 130lbs, but with muscle over it you cannot see it anymore
if it is skeletal, surgery. Otherwise, free weights.
