Waist fat. GTFO Bulbapoke
I've been going to the gym doing my warm up stretches on the ground. Then I run a 1.5 mile on the tread mill under 9 mins. I've been sticking to anything that will get my heartrate up and sweating. I've been doing this for about three months and I still have this muffin look. I weight 170 lb's. I'm 5'10".

I've cut down on intake from SHIT foods. How the hell do I get rid of the muffin' look around my waist. Its around my hips and on stomach.

Would HIIT include jogging then sprinting like hell for a short amount of time then switching to jogging?

So its just short spurts of intense something?

It sucks to not have your weight be spread through out your body, huh? I have exact the same stats as you do, and I got a 4 pack and a 30 inch waist.

What I mean is, sometimes it's just the way your genes store fat. It's going to be HARD for you to lose that, don't expect it to be gone in three months. Stick to your routine, work hard. Be proud afterwards.

Yeah, it's pretty much that. But when you say sprint you should really be saying "SPRINTING FOR YOUR GODDAMN LIFE". Give it a 100% every time, every set.

Surely you can slow it down a bit and go further...build up the mileage, then do HIIT.
