I keep wanting to be like Bill Kaulitz, and I keep fluxuating from 135 to like 140. I know this is going to sound really stupid, but I will sometimes not eat for 2 to 3 days to do this, but whenever I start eating again, I eat usually a lot. I then gain back the weight a few days later and end up being like 138, (I know this happens because your metabolism slows down). If I fast while drinking a lot of water, then drop down to Bill Kaulitz's weight (He's 5'11 and is about 110), then slowly start eating a little so that my metabolism doesn't convert everything to fat, and then slowly eat more and more to build it back up so that I don't gain weight (but like I said, restore my metabolism), would that work? I'm 5'11 and 138 right now. Also I heard fasting is good for clearing out body toxins and such...

Eat all lean meat and protein (like shakes) to get gaunt. Eating only protein will force your body to put more energy into using it and protein is also hard to store as fat. Important: no fat no carbs and keep calories low.

Serious answer: Don't starve yourself. Like you said, it brings your metabolism to a screeching halt. Most of the weight you lose in a fast is muscle glycogen, sugar stored in muscle cells, and water.

If you wanna be bitch-boy skinny, take a page from the Jap models from 2002 or so. Keep a Buddhist vegetarian diet and do a shitload of cardio. All that tofu and cardio should get you to skin and bones in a couple months.

tl;dr: Don't skip meals. Vegetarian diet and jogging.

One more thing: A lot of vegetarian stuff (real food, not those fucking black bean burritos from Trader Joe's) is light on calories. You're going to eat yourself sick on soybeans and squash getting your daily calories. Don't go by what LOOKS like enough or you'll be sprouting lanugo in a month. Get a food scale and count those fucking calories.

Basically, yeah. What's holding you back is you don't really have an idea of how MUCH you're eating without keeping records of it. One day you might eat a handful of olives, feel like shit and spend the next day munching on french bread and nutella. You think "I'm not eating ANYTHING", but you're not remembering all the times you chow down on junk food.

That 110 sounds a little low for him. He's almost definitely a bit more than that.

Either way, if your body doesn't naturally gravitate to as thin as his is, DON'T FUCKING FORCE IT. Bill Kaulitz is very, very thin, but as long as he's not actively trying to keep his weight that low, then he's probably not un-healthy, just very thin. You, on the other hand, are having to go to un-natural lengths to try to get to his size. That, my friend, is un-healthy, and does NOT belong on a fitness board. Take your shit to /b/.
