hey people, does anyone know of any trainers/models with figures similar to this? imo, this is the kind of figure I hope to have in the future (with less hair of course). I'm looking forward to see what their routines are and how they keep it real.

thanks :)

Barrel chest comes from living at high altitude, no luck there, mate.

Less hair? I hope you're a woman.

Fedor's kinda got a similar build going.

High altitude = thin air. People take deeper breaths to compensate. Constant deep breathing = expansion of chest cavity.

Also may come from emphysema, but I doubt you want to take up smoking.

but wouldn't weight lifting specifically on that region be enough to build its size?

Explain this for me.

There are organs in the chest cavity, but not much in the way of skeletal muscle. You'll build muscle over the chest but not make your chest cavity larger, which is a slightly different look.

Barrel chested men need chest hair. It makes them 3x as manly.

ah, gotcha. now I need some examples of routines so I can hope to at least resemble this haha.

Fedor used to weight train extensively, but in 1999 he almost completely substituted his weight exercises with sport-specific training in grappling, boxing and kickboxing. His strength training consists of daily pull-ups, push ups on parallel bars, and crunches. Emelianenko also runs twice a day every day for a combined distance of 12-15 kilometers (7.5 - 9.3 mi). Fedor is a proponent of high altitude training, and he travels to Kislovodsk, Russia with his team once or twice a year to train in high altitude.

that shit is nuts

High altitude or artificially reduce your oxygen intake. Once you get back to lower altitude you'll feel like you have huge amounts of stamina.
