Hi /fit/,About a year ago I grew tired of being an obese tub of lard (215lb, 5'8"), so I made myself lose about 50 pounds over the course of about 6 months. However, after that I about stalled out. Technically I'm a healthy weight now, at 165lb and 5'10", but I still look somewhat fat.I've decided to make myself drop another 30 pounds or so, but I'm just a bit concerned. I've seen people with my same height and weight, and their bodies appear much slimmer than mine. I still have a nice pair of man titties and a decent gut. Will this all go away if I drop another 30 or so pounds, or could it be extra skin from when I was a complete fat fuck?Another question is, about how hard would I have to work at it to lose at least 30 pounds by July? At the moment I've been working out 30 minutes a day (with pretty high intensity, I work up a good sweat), 6 days a week, and eating about an 1800 calorie a day diet. I have a lot of shit planned for July/August this year that either can't happen if I'm still a fat fuck, or would be highly unpleasant. Should I step it up even more or would you say my current plan will get me to my goal in a decent amount of time?tl;dr I'm 165lb and 5'10" but still look like an obese fuck. You are not at a bad weight. You should try to build some muscle. Maybe you are skinny-fat.

Your skin may well have stretched out from all the fat you used to carry. Talk to a dermo, he might be able to help out.
