we just had a thread on this, sigh.
get up and walk for a minute or two every hour or so.
Sit with your butt right into back of the chair to stop slouching into it. push your chin back into your throat a bit, feels odd but will stop that head-forward geeky thing if you hold that, aswell asssss: push shuolder blades together tightly, hold this with the chin into neck thing for around 30+ seconds, even though a few minutes is optimal.
Good mornings (barbell\dumbell\tevs) are also a great way to improve posture.
