Sup /fit/,

For the last 3 months I've been dieting and exercising in an attempt to look half-decent.

I've managed to go down from 210 to 183.5, and being able to wear all my old clothes feels really great. However, I'm aiming for 165-70, and I'm not sure what else to do.

For my diet, I usually eat lean protein, tuna, chicken, roast beef, salads, etc, completely cut out bread, made the switch to water, eat fresh fruits and veggies, and cut out the daily snacking I used to do.

For exercise I do about 10-15 minutes of walking/running on my inclined treadmill, 10 sets of 20 situps, 5 sets of 20 situps, and 5 sets of 20 pushups.

Any problems with my current workout/diet? Will I continue to lose weight on this routine? I'm considering giving up situps for crunches, what do you guys think? I'm not necessarily looking to bulkup, but I'd like to lose any excess bodyfat and tone up my muscles just a bit (my thighs feel great btw)

pic unrelated brah

Yeah. I did forget to leave out the fact that I usually go to the local high school track to walk/run a few miles with friends.

I'd suggest some HIIT and much longer cardio(at least 30 minute sessions and 60 at max)

but keep doing that if its working well for you, and continues to work

>>completely cut out bread

You still need whole grains in your diet.
It's called moderation.
