>Swim 2.4 Miles! Bike 112! Run 26.2! Brag to your friends for the rest of your life!

This is an Ironman. Even though the narrator may have said "dehydrated", (which she most certainly was) hours of extreme exercise force your body to shut down (and by shut down I don't mean it's like a light switch, it's just the process is extremely retarded) things like your digestive system to conserve energy for the most vital and active ones. She wasn't just dehydrated, her body had burned nearly all it's fuel it had. I'm sure she hydrated often during the marathon and cycling. Drinking a cup of water near the end of her 140.6 mile trek when she was collapsing wouldn't have done shit.

She's still a little pussy. Maybe she would have had enough energy for the last stretch had she not been a dumbass and gotten 20 minutes ahead by running harder than everyone else.

What are the chances an average 18yo teenager (by average I mean a healthy, lean average guy that does 180lbs bench press and 3000m at the cooper's test) could be could at this in say, 10 years?

I'm 6'4'' if that matters.
