Hey /fit/ i got a questions!! i'm about 5' 10/11" i started out on my mission at 240 pounds, i'm down to 204 now. i seem to have hit a plateau though. I can't go below this and i don't really go above it. i also have a little bit of a gut/love handles left. Is there anything i can do in particular to get rid of these? thanks :]
