What's a good breakfast besides oatmeal? Is 3 eggs + 1 banana good?
>> Anonymous
Shutup and eats your oat.

BATTLE RAT!

Also, egg whites are better to eat than the whole egg. Bananas are OK but not every morning. Tons of carbs and fructose. Whole grain cereals should be a staple.

I would stick with oats. If you're really having trouble eating them (I do but I do it anyway cause Im not a little bitch) then try some whole grain cereal crap with the lowest fat milk possible.

If you are going to eat eggs in the morning, boil them the night before or a couple days before and eat maybe one of the yolks out of three eggs. But you need carbs in the morning before you go to the gym. Don't be a faggot.
Eat your oats.

Egg whites or whole eggs?
Both. The yolk contains some fat, but fat is not the enemy - fat has a stigma attached to it from the decades of "low fat" advice that basically allowed the obesity and overweight levels in the U.S. climb so you can see how effective that advice was. Eggs are often hailed for their high quality of protein, but few people realize that these tests are with the whole egg. It actually loses value when you only eat the yolk. The yolk contains nearly half the protein, fats, and healthy antioxidants such as Vitamin E. Eggs from free range or grain-fed chickens are superior in quality.

Traditionally, the yolk was shunned for cholesterol diet, another old myth that is dying hard - for more information on why you needn't worry about the cholesterol in egg yolks, read this:

I'm too lazy to separate the whites from the yolks, and what do you do with the yolks later? just throw them away? what a waste.
>> Anonymous
>>312686
what?
>> Anonymous
If you seperate yolks, it means one of two things:

you're an idiot who is eating too many eggs and compensating by taking out the yolks
or
you're a fatass who is eating too many eggs and convincing yourself that it's okay because you take out the yolk of one or two eggs of the 10 you inhale down your fat throat

I'm really confused. So whole eggs or whites only?

Okay. How many per day bro?
>> Anonymous
Whole eggs, limit yourself to the equivalent of two a day (i.e. 14 a week max) and you won't have to worry at all about the recently vindicated dietary cholesterol in eggs.

The only valid reason to not eat egg yolk is if you're on a calorie controlled diet. But even then, 55 is fucking nothing...

seven a week. i usually skip a day and have two instead of one.

or chop a whole tomato, and a whole onion and make scrambled eggs with just one and the onion/tomato. it comes out mostly being onion, but it still tastes good and it still feels like a lot of food.

I thought bananas were more glucose less fructose oh god.

I am 130 years old and I eat 8 whole eggs a day. I put my surviving until this advanced age solely down to my love of eggs.
