I have a question /fit/.
I used to weigh around 220 (probably 98% fat). Now I weigh about 180 (not sure on fat/muscle but I am a lot more muscular than I was). I want to drop down to around 150 or so. Obviously, when I was 220, I had large man boobs. Now, I have somewhat smaller man boobs, but they're still there. I'm a little worried that if I get down to my goal weight, I'll either have nasty extra skin, or I'll still have weird little boobs. Is there any way to avoid this? Or will I need to start heading to the gym every once in a while. Thanks!

Feel underneath your nipple. If there seems to be a rubbery disc or ball, then you have a problem. If it just feels like loose flabby fat, then you'll be fine.

Lose weight gradually to avoid extra skin, replace with muscles thru weight lifting. Also, lurk moar

What kind of rubbery disc or ball are we talking? I can feel like, the individual fat strands (if that makes any sense). I can also feel them on my arms though. I don't think I have Gynecomastia, as I looked into it before.

If it's not gyno you will be fine. It'll go away as you continue towards your goals. Good luck.
