Night Sweating Anonymous
Sometimes every once and a lil while, I will wake up during the night and ended up sweaty/hot etc in bed and yet I never had any kind of nightmare or anything. Is this some kind of post puberty hormonal kind of thing?

Pic semi-related in it's one of the top images in google image search when i put in "nightsweat"...yeah don't ask.

That happens to me sometimes. Although, I think when it did happen I had the space heater on for too long. Wait, come to think of it, there was one time where I fell asleep at 11 or so and woke up at 2 sweating. I have no clue why though. Stress, maybe?

Your body temperature changes when you're sleeping, I think. I'm often a little to warm when I wake up. Back in high school I'd always be way to fucking warm when I woke up in class.

Happens to me on occasion.

Nothing to worry about.

Your body temperature actually drops while sleeping. In a standard 8 hour sleep, your body temperature is at it's lowest for the day a couple of hours before you wake up.

Sweating may be a sign of a health problem, or it may not be. Ask your doctor. Unless my room is genuinely too hot (like sitting around in boxers hot), I don't wake up sweating unless I'm sick.
