Issue: losing a lot of weight.

Background: I started throwing freight for a big grocery store recently, graveyard shift. Between the work itself (quick hustling around, lifting, whatnot) and the nature of being up all night and sleeping all day, I often eat only 1 small meal a day and as such have been losing more weight than I would like. I am about 6' 3, three months ago I was at around 185, now I am struggling to hold on to 160.

Possible solution: protein supplements. I am thinking at least 1-2 whey shakes per day to attempt to make up for meals I'm not having in addition to simply adding powder to other snack shit such as yogurt.

So I guess first I should ask: will this even help me put on weight or at least halt my weight loss? Will protein be a waste and fail at helping my weight out unless I am also doing some resistance training?

Lastly: What powders does /fit/ use?

just eat more. 1 meal a day is not enough at all, if you're doing manual work you need to be eating a lot more than that
