Most progress picture slides tend to go Week 2, Week 4, Then Week 7/8, then Week 12. I plan to update on week 8 next. I just take them every two weeks for my own benefit.

Well regardless its good to keep a progress diary, i do the same but i take pictures every 6 weeks.
