Hi /fit/

I am 17 years old and I weigh 140lbs

Im trying to get more fit and maybe try to achieve a six pack. I do have a belly and people call me 'flabby' or 'squirmy' sometimes.I have no gym membership because I dont drive yet so I need help on home workouts. I also eat like shit because no one cooks for me so I eat fast food almost everyday. Help me /fit. What home workouts can I do and what kind of diet should I have? Im able to run around the block and I have dumbells and the perfect puhsup. I need a daily workout and diet please help me /fit/.

140 isn't bad. How tall are you? Obviously if you're 5'5" then that's a different story.

There are tons of web sites that will tell you what free weight exercises you can do. Your biggest issue, by far, is your diet. You have to find some way to eat without resorting to fast food. Buy some of the "healthy" frozen dinners on sale (South Beach, etc), lean chicken breasts, anything besides fast food.

Alright I will buy those dinners but I always thought that frozen foods are bad also? Ill check them out thanks.

Pushup variations, planks, bodyweight squats (one-legged eventually), pullups if you can find a bar at a playground or even a doorframe. There's a lot of exercises you can do without a gym
