Take vitamin D and calcium supplements, we don't produce enough vitD on our own for the amount muscle someone who is regularly working out need (especially for body builders), so it helps.
Also, stick to whey after your workouts as it absorbed faster. Soy would be good though for variation in protein, which at intermediate levels well help a bit with results.
TL;DR: calcium and vitamin to help with protein intake and make the stinky not happen
