Supplements are never the way to go. Healthy eating is the way to go. Supplements are only for those extreme circumstances where, for some reason out of your control, you can't get some vitamin or mineral that you need.
If you are missing anything, it's probably just some key vitamins. If you eat lots of VARIETY of fruit, you're probably fine though. See this chart:
