so ever since i've been about five or so, ive had an unhealthy habit of sleeping 5-6hours a night.

what is the optimum amount of sleep time would you recommend?

also, techniques to fall asleep would be appreciated as i generally do not feel the urge to rest unless i've been awake for more than 24 hours, regardless of drugs or booze

I have a hard time believing you can simultaneously consider your "habit" unhealthy yet have carried it on for 13+ years.

What exactly leads you to believe you need to change your sleep patterns? If it's because you're tired, then go to fucking sleep, jesus christ.

seems to be unhealthy if my compadres say they get like 9hours kip minimum

the pointt is im rly rly tired when i wake up at like 9 am, but not tired until like 4am the night before and i wanna change it but i need some pointers on how?
