Hey /fit/ I got a question. Most people wanting to gain weight eat porridge in the mornings, I however is one of those people who just cant eat anything in the mornings. I have noticed however that I can eat this without any trouble if I mix it down as a protein-shake.

2 dl of Oat grains (like one big portion porridge).
3-4 dl milk
2 raw eggs
2 Eggs
1 scoop of ice cream and chocolate powerd for the taste.

This is like twice the stuff I can normally eat in the mornings if I cook it so its alot more energy wich is awesome since I want to gain more weight. However drinking it as a shake makes it feel a little like cheating.

After I eat it I feel like throwing up for like 30 mins if I'm not careful and then by lunch I can eat again.

So... is this a good breakfast?

I have no problems eating raw eggs, I can stomach them when I'm eating just them alone and it does'nt even taste when I mix everything together. It's the mass alone that makes me so full I'll have to be carefull, but that isn't even a problem let alone worth discussing since I said its fine. leaving them out of the breakfast would make it alot worse for gaining weight.
