Hello /fit/.So, Im about to start working out today. I was wondering if you guys had any recommendations on what kind of exercises I should do. I intend to focus alot on my upper body at first, and I'm currently "loading up" on creatine.So, recommendations? Pic is not related. Its a retarded tiger.
