Hey /fit/, I need help. I need to get proper abs and more muscle. I dont want like superhuge things, just pretty good ones. I've tryed to get em for a while, but no succes.
So, heres pretty much what I do: When I wake up, I go out and jogg. On day's, I usually do random set of abs, more or less. I got pull-up bar, I use it pretty randomly. I don't got weights to lift, but I try to lift some random stuff anyway.. Before I go to sleep, I try to go jogging. On day's Im usually hanging out in town or just home, I'm pretty lazy but I try to change that habit. I've tryed to eat less, eventho im pretty skinny since I'm around 180cm long. -/- 3 cm's, and I weight around 65 KG's. I've tryed to eat more vegetables, but nothing seems to be working. I did gym for month or couple, but now it's been closed for summer. Any tip's, or "do-it-yourself" scedual how to get on thim shape, good abs and muscle's..

The whole "random" part seems to be bad. I think you need more schedule.

Other than the pecs, I think I looks pretty much the same, actually. I did months of sit-ups and pushups in the morning, and then moved on to the gym. Now, I do reverse-inclined crunches and grab a 25lbs weight while I do them. After a while, regular crunches just don't do it anymore.

Jogging will help, but you probably don't have more than a few vanity lbs to lose, so I think at this point building up muscle is just as important.

Your upper body looks a lot like mine. Do some varying types of push-ups with your arms at different spaces; it'll work your arms and chest out and do enough push-ups and you should feel your chest jiggle when you go down stairs or something (that's your chest reacting to being used). There are lots of different kinds of crunches you can do, some involving weights, but just keep doing them every day and when you poke your belly you'll feel hardness. Other than that, just try to keep your body in a rigorous rather than sporadic type of training mode because you'll start to burn fat and fat is what hides your tone. Good luck.
