"Hey gang",I've just recently come across with these hilarious "8 minute workouts" in youtube. I've done the Abs and the Buns workouts, but I have question. The spandex-man says: "Only eight minutes a day, every day -- I'll see you in 24 hours!". If you are training to failure you should give those muscles an 48h rest. I guess you could do those 8min workouts every day. Probably better is to do 8min abs one day, the next day you do 8min buns, than 8min legs, than 8min back...
