Hey /fit/What an effective workout regimen for losing weight and building muscle. I've been going to my gym for about a year now, and i've lost weight and can lift alot more, but i can't seem to lose anymore weight or lift more than what i have been. Is there anything I can do to get out of this 3 month slump?Pic unrelated, as it is not me, but where i want to be.Currently 230 lbs and lifting like a baby.
