What does /fit/ think about Nutrisystem I am too lazy to cook healthy every day is this a viable option

PS I don't care if it tastes like shit as long as I stop being a fatty

count your calories, its fuckin easy. if you don't have the will power to do that you wont have the will power to eat only nutri system anyway.

you can eat good shit and drop weight if you apply yourself.

i lost 30 pounds in 2.5 months eating 2k calories a day and walking an hour (roughly 3.5 miles) a day.

When I recovered from my motorcycle crash I was so eager to get fit again I lost 20 pounds in under 10 days.

Granted that's too fast and no obese person should even attempt that but it goes to show what a proper healthy diet and good exercise can do for an unfit person. (I spend 4 months in a wheelchair up until that point.)

Look if you're obese or want to lose weight, the absolute best thing you can do is read up about nutrition and the human body. Know that 0% fat products doesn't mean it won't be stored as fat in your body. Know what types of fat and carbs to cut. The list of practical rules in healthy eating goes on and on, best to just read as much as possible. (/rs/ has some of the staple .PDF's that everyone should have)
