Bought a bottle of this stuff from the local grocery outlet, tastes pretty good and it's low in sugar. Is this acceptable to drink /fit/?

I think it depends on what you intend to do with the stuff. I wouldn't make it a cornerstone of your liquid diet, or humor yourself into treating it like any kind of supplement or health drink.

But as far as casual consumption goes, it doesn't look like a big deal to me
