itt critique my lunch

boneless skinless chicken breast
veggie slice cheese
natures own 100% whole weat bread + some celery and water


reason I ask is becuase I'm beginning to think that since I'm cutting I should only be having meat once a day, like at dinner and possibly a salad for lunch

but right now almost every day I have some sort of sandwich be it what is in the picture or a turkey burger

For weight loss, you almost always cut carbs and only carbs. In fact, I'd keep protein and fat at very high ratios and just keep lowering carbs until you start to feel like ass or suffer major energy deficits.
