Dear /fit/,I am considering going on a cracker-only diet, complete with walking for about 30 minutes to an hour a day. I was considering eating just enough crackers to stop my body from eating it's muscles.What are the negative effects of this, and how many crackers would I have to eat to stop my body from eating itself?
