Sorry bud, but it's next to impossible to gain mass without a significant calorie surplus in your daily intake.
This means heavy lifting, lotsa food, lotsa sleep.
Bulking up "clean" IS possible, but your gains are likely going to be so painfully slow that you'll only frustrate yourself.
It's more efficient to bulk up, then when you've reached your intended amount of mass, start cutting from there with tons of cardio and a low-carb diet.
Otherwise, consult a personal trainer that will better identify with your body type/needs.
