hello /fit/,i'm 5'9" and 130 pounds and a twig. i have very little muscle (aside from my legs, i run a lot) and i'm a bit underweight. i'm going to go to a gym and get a personal trainer and everything so i don't think i need very must advice in that respect, but what should i be eating? right now i don't have a focused diet at all, i just sort of eat when i'm hungry and not very healthily. someone told me that they eat oatmeal and protein powder and that is a good idea. i have no interest in becoming a bodybuilder or anything, any reccomendations?
