hai guise, im tired of eating, 3000 calories a day is such a chore.

any tips on getting my 3000 calories without using supplements?

Forgot to add:

Start with a tablespoon at every meal, then slowly increase the amount. I currently drink 16oz per day (eight 2oz shotglasses), which is 4000 calories. With meat, fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. I get about 6000 calories a day, and am slowly packing on weight.

6000 calories sounds like a little much, but i guess if you're putting in about 10-12 hours of sustained 70%+ MHR everyday I guess that's about right

the other day I did 40 minutes @ 90% with a a peak MHR of 99%, my watch says 585 calories burned, I did a 3 hour hike @ 85% with a peak of 99.5%, my watch says 6500 calories burned. my watch > you

actually, nevermind that. I just found out why my watch says I burned so many calories, it's because I had put in 365 pounds instead of my actual weight which is 165 pounds.

Either way, 40 minutes at 90% with spikes to 99% still only burn about 600 calories and leave you beyond exhaustion. but 3+ hours at 70-80% can burn a lot, lot more
