I need some suggestions on how i should workout... right now my workout consists of going on 2 mile jogs every coulple of days, and thats about it. So tell me /fit/ what should I do?

Few crunches, then sit ups holding a weight.
Sit ups without weight do NOT build AB strength.
Larger muscle = more strength.
Jogging will make you lose fat, just keep to the jogging... oh and eat well and drink plenty of water.

To look healthy you need to eat and eat healthy. And do the daily workout. Don't skip days.

People often think eating less daily and working out hard on weekends or a couple of days per week is better. But infact this is shit.

Your making your body want to store fat. And working out too much in one day will have no benefits at all.
