Kind of a repost but anyway, pic is of me 3 months into a cut, with little to no weight trainingMy question to you sirs is if I incorporate weight training into my routines will I see alot more progress when I see myself in 3 months from now?My eating habits are near perfect(if thats possible), and I only drink water and milk, no soda no juice no exceptions.but yea my progress is slightly noticeable but I have a feeling if I did weight training in there I'd be able to see alot more visible progress y/n

Muscle itself burns calories, so yes it would help progress immensely as well as you muscle becoming more visible will ton up your body so even if you don't lose much fat it will look like you did with the new muscle.
you need to go jogging. It helped me alot. even the man-tits are gone and that just in 5 months (100lbs) of running 3 to 4 times a week for over 1 hour.
