Pic is my current state.
Weight: 204
Height: 6'1
Body fat %: no clue

I've been working my ass off getting in shape for the marines for the past few months, dropped over 60 pounds so far.

Do you guys think it's possible to be in shape for basic by September, or 6ish months from now? This is the goal I've been shooting for and I'm not sure whether it's really realistic or not.

run 5 miles on tuesdays, thursdays, saturdays. lift weights on mondays, wednesdays, and fridays. rest on sundays.
