So I've been using the treadmill off and on (mostly on) since early June and I have noticed something peculiar about my weight. Early into it I recorded my weight at about 178 pounds which at around 5"6' isn't obese but still fat.

Anyway I generally am pretty good about running a mile each day on the treadmill but I do miss days occasionally, and as stated my weight has been acting funny. About two weeks ago I weighed myself at 177.4 or something and then didn't run the next day. I had a couple cookies (in addition to the regular three meals) since I figured I was losing weight and the day after I weighed 178.6.

What the Hell? It was only a freaking day.

Then I got a little discouraged and didn't run for a few days. Yesterday I had movie popcorn for lunch and Wendy's for dinner. Today I run on the treadmill and then weighed myself and I'm 176.4

Once again, what the hell?

Does anyone know why this is happening? I don't mind losing weight but my body seems to like screwing with my head.

bodyweight naturally fluctuates, don't get pissed off about 0.6 pounds, you probably just took a piss or something.

Calm down, and don't fucking stop running on your god damn treadmill just because you didn't make much progress. It looks like you haven't lost weight yet, so cut down on a couple calories and get your ass back running.

Fuck's sake. Weight fluctuates throughout the day, you fuckhammer. Don't weigh yourself every day. Mine can fluctuate by as much as 6 pounds in about 16 hours.

Weigh yourself once per month. Or, if you must be a real bitch, once every two weeks.

You're a fuckin' retard. Instead of running treadmill, you should try getting brain surgery.

PROTIP: BODY WEIGHT FLUCTUATES. Mine by five to ten pounds within a week.
