My secretary had a brain aneurysm yesterday morning at work.Looks like she might die :(
An aneurysm is not an event; it is a thin bulging area in a blood vessel. What your secretary had yesterday morning at work was a hemorrhage, which is the bursting of an aneurysm./grammarnazi
>>206621being pedantic toward my own post: the bursting of an aneurysm is one cause of hemorrhage; hemorrhage does not refer specifically to the bursting of an aneurysm, but rather any copious discharge of blood from the blood vessels (which could also be caused by trauma)
I don't believe you have a secretary, enjoy your hectic workday.
>>206625I too, found your post to be shallow and pedantic
I knew someone that had a clot at the base of the skull. Unfortunately, they didn't die. It wasn't an aneurysm, which sucks. Apparently, if you have an aneurysm, you're probably going to die.
