Hey fit,
6'3" 225lb flabby guy here. I've been trying to eat more regular meals and exercize 'n' stuff, and I've been doing a bit better, but I've run into a bit of a problem.
Saturday-1.5 hours of high intensity racquetball
Sunday-2 hours of moderate intensity soccer (midfielder in a pickup game)

Now it's hard for me to climb up stairs but I'm trying to keep up the momentum, so I need to find a good source of aerobic to keep it up.

tl;dr, /fit/ I hurt all over but still want to exercize, what do I do?

drink a lot of water, take something like fish oil to help reduce inflamation and do light cardio at less than 70% of max heart rate as active recovery.

you have to stop and recuperate at some point. otherwise you burn out and/or injure yourself.
