Hey /fit/,

I started getting in shape with cardio etc a few months ago, and have been working with weights for about three weeks. I need to know if this is good progress.

SQUATZ from 60lb to 90lb
Bench Press from 55lb to 85lb
Leg press from 10 million to infinity

There's more but I'm curious about the first two.

You need to work much, much, much, much harder. A few months?? Max out at 8 reps and come back in one month.

so in three weeks you went from 55 to 85, find that a bit hard to believe unless you were already capable of lifting 85 but you just chose to start at bare bar.

are you counting the weight of the bar on these or not?
