Dear /fit/,

I used to do Charles Atlas push-ups, flys, and weighted crunches, in a row, three times a day. 1 set of each in the morning, 2 more sets of each in the evening after I've gotten home from work.

I recently starting skipping them in the morning and just doing them in the evening. Is that still enough?
