Hey /fit/, here's a question. I could probably figure it out on my own with liberal use of wikipedia but I prefer asking people.Now, I work in a warehouse. Because it's physically intensive work, I get pretty sweaty. The manager keeps a pack or two of Powerade in the cooler at all times, and each of us workers are welcome to it. Here's the question; because I get sweaty and thirsty, I've developed the tendency to chug whole bottles of energy drink in a few seconds. Does that have any impact on how the shit effects me? I don't think it would because it's all the same stuff no matter how fast I drink it, but I'm curious. I probably shouldn't even drink it anyway but it's tasty.
I'd try to cut back on it if I was you; the sugar content in those drinks can pose a problem after a while.

Are you able to store your own thing of water in the cooler? That would be best, imo.
Powerade has just as much sugar in it as pepsi.The only difference is it doesn't contain all the other shit. It's fine to drink just don't go through it like water, because it isn't.
