Okay /fit/, question I need an answer to within a very short amount of time. I ran 8.5 miles this morning in anticipation of my thanksgiving binge (about 1100 calories burned). I'm 6'0", 160 pounds, and have eaten 3200 calories total today (1500 in pie FFFFFFUUU-), am I okay for the day or should I suck it up and run another three or four miles?
