partly right, really depends what you eat. a multivitamin would be good for someone who doesn't eat any fruit or vegetables, but worthless for someone who does. i used to take a multivitamin until i felt like shit 5 days after taking it, apparently i get all my minerals and nutrients from my food, so any excess i was getting was just working my kidneys like crazy (bright yellow piss is never a good sign)

yea, also, ginseng is pretty useless too. It's been studied and has never been shown to do anything. The energy boost it goes is more likely to come from placebo/relaxing while drink tea.

Also, vitamin C is a lie. Drinking excessive amounts won't keep you from getting sick/ help you get better. Once you have enough in your body, having more only gives your body more stuff to piss.

This myth comes from the fact when you are feverish, you feel shitty, so people drink orange juice and feel better. Now, if they knew why they felt so shitty, they wouldn't think vitamin C made them feel better. The fact of the matter is that when you're feeling sick, it's because glucose levels are low and because you're dehydrated. Orange juice is sugar water with some vitamins.
