sup /fit/i am a girl and i have been doing 45 minutes of running on an elliptical every day and the lower half of my legs has been getting too muscley for my taste while the top half is still too chunky. what do you recommend? should i just keep running and hope my legs don't turn into man legs?

>>100267delicious legsanyway some ellipticals have a fullbody workout program. Where you use your arms EXCLUSIVELY to rotate it (weaker resistance of course) while your legs stay relaxed. That may make things more balanced

Muscley legs are delicious. No one wants fatty legs. We want smooth muscle so we can massage the kinks out before moving up to stick it in your pooper.
