yeah mayo, peanut butter, honey, nuts, fruits, beef, salmon, lots of water. just go crazy and buy small portions of everything, then keep buying what you like the taste of.

eat 2 hard boiled eggs and a teaspoon of peanut butter before you go to bed.

your breakfast can be a bowl of oatmeal (made with milk, eat it raw don't be a pussy), 2 eggs and 2 apples

a good snack would be to make yourself a large batch of fruit salad then snap freeze any left overs and eat it like ice cream or blend it into fruit smoothies later.

Are you lactose intolerant? If so that's a shame, cos yogurt, cheese and milk are where its at. 2L of milk a day baby, fill that quota!

Think about buying a bamboo steamer for your vegetables, they should be relatively el cheapo and you can enbiggen your inner-weeabo.

Cutting sweet potato (yams? nfi) into slivers and lightly salting them and drizzling some oil, then letting them bake/fry is pretty sexy aswell.

Just remember to eat every 2 hours. just eat it.

Also get milk and cottage cheese. Cottage cheese is a MUST.

Get protein powder too, it's important for bulking.
Chicken, whole grain whole wheat bread, bananas are good, almonds, protein snack bars.
