/fit/, I'm 17 years old. I'm 6 foot tall exactly and I weight about 135.I'm kind of skinny, some flab on my legs that I'm not too proud of. I've been sort of home schooled, and I don't have many friends near where I live, so going outside close to an impossibility for me.I've literally sat on my ass trolling /v/ and playing video games for almost 2 years now.Yesterday morning, I decided to jog around my block. Every stop, my ankles hurt a lot. A sharp pain, about halfway through the jog it became unnoticable.My legs are EXTREMELY sore. But despite it all, I went today for another jog around the block. I just got back from it and I have a bleeding blister on the back of my ankle.I'm not looking to build muscle all over my body, and lose what little fat/flab I have.However, I don't think jogging around my block every morning is going to achieve that.So, my question to you is, what can I do in extra to help achieve my goal?Comment too long.
