Hey guys. I'm 210lb and 6'1, decent amount of muscle - I seek to lose a further 13lb in seven weeks. I've lost 14lb in the last 11 weeks.

I was thinking of incorporating jogging/treadmill and swimming into my routine, but I know myself to not be very good at that stuff.

Can I do it just by doubling what I do now? I have use of a gym until June. I attend 4-5 times weekly - a cardio hour of 15-20 mins rowing, 30-40 mins biking and 5 mins or so elliptical HIIT-style. Only occasionally do weights because I'm pretty confident there's a decent body under the flab and I wanna be summer-slim rather than beefcake, that can wait.

Well... you mind find, having lost 14 pounds, perhaps you can do those exercises better now. Try. If not, definitely adjust your targets.

Go longer on the elliptical. Cover more distance on the rower, make the bikes a higher setting etc

What the fuck does that mean? Unless you are eating obnoxious amounts of protein, you won't get bulky. Weight lifting burns a lot of calories.
