Hi /fit/. I've seen some useful info on this board, and think it's time I start asking for some of my own.

I'm 24 years old, 6'1.5" and weigh about 190 lbs. I'm not fat nor chubby, just a little overweight. I would say my stomach looks a little like a beer belly, but its mostly from being over-indulgent with food - not alcohol.

Depending in the clothes I wear, it can be camoflaged; but I would like to be able to wear anything and not be worried about a stomach bulge.

What can I do? I'm too embarrassed to run and look like I'm "exercising", or I'm too exhausted because I sleep too little. Thanks!

Would running be enough? I'm not wanting a muscular look. I just want a smaller paunch.

Because running is exercise, yes.

Do lots to make bigger improvements.
Do little for smaller improvements.

Or Don't exercise to maintain your belly.
