I've been looking for a little while and I can't seem to find what I want. I want to do tabata (HIIT) but I cant actually find any workouts to use while doing it. What are some recommended workouts to be done (without any tools IE medicine ball, weights)

I forget what its called. Stand-> Drop to pushup position-> do pushup-> return to original position -> Jump into air clapping your hands together, like a jumping jack.

Ah that was it. I remember now. It's like a slurpee, expect instead of tasty, you get pain.
