Today was probably my worst Gym day ever.

I had to resort to using the smith machine for my Squats. NOW WAIT, before you rage on me hear me out. This is the first time I've gone to the gym before 8pm, had no idea how packed it could get. Did my normally 10 minute cardio, then made my way to the squat rack. but wait... a group of 3 skinny faggots were
all huddled around my precious squat rack. I dread these moments, my rage boils inside of me like an ancient chinese dragons flame. So I decided I'd wait it out and just let them finish their sets. Time went by sooo slow, it seemed like they were doing a marathon of 10 fucking sets each. What made me nearly explode is how they were only squatting 100'ish fucking pounds. After waiting 10 minutes I decide to just do some Leg presses. I'm on my second set when I notice the skinnyfag brigade finally relieves themselves of the beloved squat rack. I immedietlly hop off the gay ass leg press machine and make my way to the squat rack. Just before I reach it, low and fucking behold. Two skinny fucking Asian dudes with a female personal trainer roll up and begin adding weights to the bar.
Nightmare mode has just begun, I say fuck it and make my way to the smith machine. I nearly want to throw up from what I'm doing, people are staring at me
and girls are giggling. My rage is at an all time high. So I finish my sets and who the fuck do you know shows up, the fucking personal trainer whos been trying to get me to sign up for the past 2 months.I nearly slap the dumb cunt in a fit of rage but am able to control myself.
Moral of the story, fuck going to the gym during the day.

i try to wait til after 9 to go to mine it gets so crowded. At least they were actually squatting, last week i couldnt squat cause 2 faggots were benching in the rack.

Go try doing the same weight you can do max on a smith machine at a squat rack. You won't be able to. There is hardly any stabilizer work involved in smith machine squats

Theres no problem with doing squats on the smith machines. The trick is to go heavy and take your ass to the ground, none of the parallel bullshit.

Well its weird, on a squat rack I can squat about 140-150 (Inb4 weak faggot) but on the smith I can only go up to 100. I'm guessing its my form because w/ the Smith i have to squat in this weird angle. And my gym doesn't have squat racks. (planet fitness)

1. People have to start somewhere. Who cares if they were only squatting 100 pounds and who cares if they were skinny.
2. You should've asked them to hurry up or something.
3. You should've been quicker to the squat rack after the first group left. Maybe if you put your keys or something next to the rack you'd be fine.

Usually on days like that I just say fuck it, and go to the park and do some sprints/pullups/box jumps or other random shit that youve never really had time for in your training schedule

Squat rack at my (very small) gym is out of commission for about a month.

Should I:

a) Squat using Smith machine
b) Squat using the Bench Press station (I can only go to parallel, when my ass hits the bench. Don't worry, this is a tiny gym so there are 3-4 people at max; I won't be bothering anyone)
c) Dumbbell squats
d) Focus on isolation exercises for quads and glutes to make up for SQUATZ (leg press, lunges, etc.)
e) Any other suggestion is welcome

P.S. I can't really do hack squats, so don't mention those.
