What would you recommend to eat/drink for better body tissue restoration - muscles after work-out, maybe wounds and swelling.
I've heard some good things about soy protein - is this it?

Mostly protein, but complex carbohydrates and good fats are also important post-workout, especially if you're going to work out again later.
If you're a guy, I would stay away from any significant amounts of soy protein for various reasons. If you're looking for something post-workout, go with whey protein.

the soreness of muscles is partly due to a buildup of acid in your muscles due to your muscles producing energy anaerobically in periods of high energy demand. making sure you drink enough water during and after your workout will help this.
