Hi /fit/,
I've never been in a fight before, and I don't really have a real motivation to be. However, I want to know how to fight back if the opportunity ever occurs.
I weigh about 150 pounds and am about 5 foot 10 inches. I'm have hardly any fat, but built pretty well rounded muscle wise - I work out in one way or another every day.

tl;dr - I want to learn to fight.

Watch UFC for motivation. Impossible not get your testosterone level up after watching it. Makes you want to punch everyone.

says who?

I love to spar with my friends in the gym. Fighting is the ultimate competition. I don't want to fight as in argue violently with someone but fighting itself is very thrilling.

spar does not equal fighting

fighting is when a windshield is a good place to smash someones face in. fighting is when a bat is good for breaking knee caps. fighting is where the groin and eyes are optimal targets.

yeah who wants to have shards of glass, broken knees, and shot balls and eyes?

Sparring is not the same as fighting.

ITT: Most bar fights are "sparring"

Also, I'm very aware that sparring does not equal fighting. That's why the idea of beating some asshole that thinks he can push me around once in my lifetime somehow amuses me. (I'd never admit this in real life and I never try to provoke physical violence)

First get your rage level up by hanging out at /g/ and arguing with people.

Then go talk to /p/ to get that feeling of being criticized for no reason.

Then go hang out at /b/ and get into the mindset that everyone there is weaker and more pathetic than you are.

Head back to /g/ to get into a rage, then go nuts.
