so /fit/, if you have to eat fast food, where do you eat? I only eat it if I reaaaally have to, and I like to think of it as a nice treat for my hard work. I usually order a spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy's, which has around 480 calories. I'm sure that goes a bit more down when I skip the mayo, too. And, in the end, shit's delicious.subway doesn't count.
I just go to Al's Pizza and get a large cheese. Delish.
