I often 'crack' my neck and have tired back. Is this something I should see a chiropractor or doctor for, or is it just normal?Also, what do you guys suggest for better posture?Pic unrelated
Stop cracking your joints. For posture, stand up straight, pull you head back from it's kyphosis position and elongate it upwards, and stretch your hip flexors. The rest should take care of itself.
