I am working to be agile and strong. I want to be trained the same way free runners are trained in order to fulfill somethings I need to take care of.

So, can anyone provide any method to get fit for free running?

Any weight I can do?

Any competitive sports? I was considering soccer, but without time or people to do it, I don't see how that's a decent possibility.

Soccer doesn't make you fast, they're endurance athletes.

Basketball would be better for sprinting, as would football.

Also, sprinters do a lot of olympic lifting, such as snatches, and powercleans. They are the best exercises you can do, and will make you a ton more explosive.
