So how are you guys doing? BETTER NOT BE SLACKING OFF! (like me lately)

Post here about how your progress is going. It's a great way to keep on track.

So far I'm down from 205 to about 180. Lots of running, misc. stuff, and water.

I bust my knee over a year ago cycling, it's finally on the mend now with the help of my physiotherapist and it's high time I turned my body back in the machine that it used to be.

I haven't been going to the gym lately, just been running and stuff. But I will be starting to go to the gym 3x/week again come November.
