what exactly should u do if you miss a workout? say you go out of town for a couple days and u cant get to a gym or anywhere u can really workout, should u just keep going like u didnt miss anything, or change ur schedule to make up the missed days?

When I was out of town I did pull ups, push ups, and sit ups every couple days.
the only option is suicideor possibly continue as normal
do you work out seven days a week? i work out four days out of the week but not always the same four days. if I know I won't get to the gym wed, thurs then I just work out mon, tues, fri, sat. sometimes i'll double up if i know i won't be around for four days. if i know i'm going to miss four or more day i take the week off(usually happens about once a quarter)
I pck up where I left off, with the energy of a few rest days.

>>175848Same here, except I went to my little sister's bday at a water park, ate junk, swam a lot in the wave pool - and for the past 2 days, I have been sunburnt, lounging around, and tired like I have never been tired before.
