my form is fine, i've been squatting for a year or so. i think the problem is i went down too fast that last workout.
and as for asking advice in the gym, all of the big guys there do these ridiculous half-squats, with a VERY wide stance, and don't even go all the way up, cause "HURRR TEHN UR THIGHS DUNT REST AND TEHY BURN DURRRRRrr". needless to say, there are some pretty disproportionate guys walking around there.
