What are /fit/'s feelings on working out when sick?I've been under the weather since Wednesday, then it wasn't so bad, but today I had difficulty breathing, pain in my brain when I coughed, and some congestion.I've been doing the stronglifts program since mid October, and I never missed a day, and today I sucked it up and did my regular workout.After each set I was quite out of breath, and my pre-workout warm-up was complete shit... But I finished all I had to do without deloading and I felt like a warrior.Am I a complete idiot who just made things worse for himself?
