Hey /fit/. I am fairly new here and I was hoping you could bestow some of your wisdom upon me. I am extremely skinny and male. By skinny I mean I am 6'4 and 140 pounds. When i grab around my wrist my fingers (thumb and middle) go around about 1 and 1/4 times (to almost the second knuckle on my finger), and I can also grab around my calf/bicep right above my ankle/bicep having my fingers meet completely. I have never had a problem with weight and I seem to be able to eat whatever I wish without gaining any weight at all. What exercises/diet ect... would you recommend for a skinnyfag to help me become less skinny and more average size/toned.

Easy. Find out what your base metabolic rate is, and then eat double that caloric amount. You gain weight sure as shit. As for what you should eat, try red meat, lots of potatoes and pasta.
