Either you gain mussel, or you lose fat. Forget getting both at the same time, isn't going to work. Now for mussel you need more calories than you actually lose, so you can GAIN weight. for fat loss you need less than you need, so you can LOSE fat.
what you are doing is a) eating balanced, not more nore less than you need, therefor no musselgain/fatloss b) you hit a plateau, eat moar /less to break it
