But yeah, I'm ready to do this now, im going to work out and burn at least 250 calories 4 or 5 days a week, as well as cut my caloric intake to 2300-2650 (per my nutritionist. I going to start off slower with the workouts (250) and work my way up. I've got nothing to lose but some weight and gain some self-confidence. Thanks
