Thanks dude. I usually do fifty pushups at a time, in under 45 seconds three to four times a day. I just started doing crunches, I usually do thirty at a time. I never really did a lot of ab exercises until now. I'm 18 and it's time to repair a lifetime of bad habits.

No necessarily. There are all sorts of variations that work different parts of the upper body. I do a basic face down, and a face down with my knuckles into the ground. I can only do 45 of the knuckle pushups though. It's what boxers do, but they wear gloves on. It still has it's uses.

I live in Toronto, where there are a shit ton of Indians, and I haven't seen a single male Indian adult without way too much abdominal fat, even the strong ones at my gym. Cardio is all well and good, but you need to restrict your diet as well. Make sure you are consuming ~500 less calories than you are using each day. This will give you ~ 1lb fat loss per week. Anything more than that is likely to adversely affect your metabolism and end up making you fatter whenever you increase your intake again.
