If I did the Atkins diet, ECA stack, and 90 mins of cardio each day how much weight can I expect to lose in a month

Not a whole hell of a lot. The Atkins diet is pretty fail. Most the weight you will lose will be from the cardio.

look up the body-for-life diet plan. 6 meals a day at approx 400 cals per meal. works out pretty well.

Completely wrong again. I think you mean high-carb, high-fat diets cause heart attacks. High-protein and low carb diets (like Atkins) reduces the risk of heart disease.
