I have 2 questions that has had me concerned about my workout

1. Is it ok to eat before working out?

2. How long should I wait before working out after I eat

3. How soon can I eat after working out

I've heard that you burn more fat if you don't eat from an hour before you work out to an hour after.

But I could be wrong. Should look it up.

Thank you very much. I've just been wondering about the carbs and fats that I would putting in my body before and after I ate.

One more question. Would it be good to drink a protein shake before the workout?

Best time is after, gets absorbed faster

Always eat beforehand to give your body extra fuel and wait about an hour to start the workout. Eat 30-60 minutes after the workout to be in the glycemic zone
