Maybe devote a day to your chest ?

Start with incline dumbell presses, but hold your elbows a LITTLE bit closer to your body and hold the dumbells like you would in a hammer curl. This should divert all the stress to the upper pectorals instead of your shoulders etc.

Directly after (no rest) get on the pecdec and pump out a fast 'lower weight' set of 12 reps, so you should feel a burn.

When benching, use as wide of a grip as possible and try pushing your hands towards the middle like you would while doing dumbell presses (ofc you cant cus you are holding the barbell), also pinch your shoulderblades together.

Dips for lower pectorals.
