hi there,
it's 6:45 pm here and i'll do some jogging in 1 hour. I'm hungry now, what should i eat? i want to start a decent diet since i'm slightly fat at belly and ass.

Better would be if any of you could provide a diet

oatmeal. every morning. little bit of brown sugar and maple syrup (real maple syrup), don't go overboard. seriously, a daily oatmeal diet is incredible. it's healthy, it gives you better shits, it gives you just the right amount of energy for a midday exercise, and most importantly, it fills you up all day.

barring oatmeal, i like farina, grape nuts, or all-bran. all good choices.

i don't eat before jogging.
but if I had to, I'd probably mix a glass of milk with two teaspoons of honey. and throw in a few cornflakes/oatmeal pieces/any other grain except rice.
