Hey /fit/, ITT: Let's post our food journal entry for today. Tell us a little about it in general.To demonstrate, I'll go first:My diet is a 1200 calorie a day diet. I space out my meals into six seperate meals throughout the day, each roughly 200 calories. The times at which I eat are at:9:30 A.M.10:30 A.M.1.30 P.M.4:30 P.M.7:30 P.M.9:30 P.M.I don't have a lot of variety in this particular entry because I need to go grocery shopping. So needless to say I'm running out of variety with what I eat until I do. So with all that outta the way, here it is:4/189:46 - 10:01 A.M. - 1 serv. (1 cup) non-fat milk with 1 serv. (1 cup) K-Smart cereal. Total: 210 calories10:44 - 10:51 A.M. - 1 banana and 1 99% fat free yogurt. Total: 240 calories2:01 - 2:15 P.M. - 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1 cup V8 and 1 apple. Total: 180 calories4:24 - 4:35 P.M. - 1 serv. (1 slice) whole wheat bread and 1 cup V8. Total: 170 caloriesSo there it is! OP here: Just to let you all know, It's not yet 7:30 P.M. where I am, so I've yet to finish today's entry, as you can see.
my diet consists of weakness and beef.8.30 - 1 cup raisin bran cereal & 1/2 cup 2% milk, half a grapefruit12.00 - rice, zucchini, stewed beef with carrots and potato16.00 - 1 riceball, shitload of tortilla chips and salsa19.00 - wild rice, beef, scallop, liver, bok choi, failure, disgruntlementnot a diet at all really. lol.
