alcohol is poison, it lowers your testosterone levels for a period as well as killing brain cells and shrinks your brain over time. That being said, some wine occasionally isn't that bad calorie-wise, has some anti-oxidants, and gets you fucked up pretty good.
I would avoid beer, go for the wine or hard alchohol w/o mixers.

all things in moderation. Don't stress yourself out trying to eliminate every "bad" thing from your diet, the stress is worse probably for you. Have a few beers no and again try to adjust for the extra calories and you'll be fine.

Drink spirits with diet mixers when you go out. Beers/lagers are pretty calorie dense, about 200-300 per beer. Shots of spirits come in at about 90 calories at 40%, so its alot more bang for your buck if you are cutting.
