The laws of common sense more or less apply. Something is better than nothing, but doing it right is a lot better than having to half-ass it. I understand from your post that it's a situational thing, not that you're lazy, but your best bet is still to actually set aside 45 minutes to an hour out of the day. You'll see much better results, and if you're putting in the work, you might as well get the most out of it. I also can't imagine your boss or customers want to deal with a guy who's sweating profusely.
