Hey, /fit/, I'm in need of some help.

A few months back, I started an exercise and diet regimen, and it was working pretty well. I lost about 15 pounds. Unfortunately, I got that really bad flu that's been going around about a month ago, and I gained almost all of the weight back that I lost in the two weeks that I was unable to exercise. I know most people lose weight when they're ridiculously sick, but I guess since I wasn't exercising that whole time, my metabolism just said "fuck it".

So now, I'm possibly flabbier than before, and still feeling a bit weak. I need to get back into my old exercise regimen, but after working so hard and then having it all go to waste in less than a month, I'm having trouble getting inspired again. Anyone have any advice on starting over?

You're not starting over, you just had a setback, just get back into your old routine.

That pretty much happens to everyone, losing inspiration or burnt out. What I do is just tell myself I'll just get on the treadmill and do some light cardio (walking) since thats better then not doing anything at all. but after 10 min on the treadmill I'm already pumped up and ready to dominate the weights.
