Do 2 hours of cardio daily (hour 1 being within 30 minutes of you waking up before you eat your OATZ for breakfast), cycling is good for ultra fatties like yourself as it doesn't pressure the joints too much. Your best bet would probably be a recumbent exercise bike.
Eat 2000 calories per day, all split between 5 - 6 individual meals. Never eat any meal that consists of more than 500 calories on its own.
Follow that and you'll notice a fucking huge difference within 6 months.
