For everybody, eat lean meats, fruits veggies, nuts seeds and stuff like olive/fish/flax oil.
For skinny fucks. Don't miss your meals or have days where you eat less than your diet's level of calories. If say you calculate you need 2300 calories to gain weight, don't have a day where you only get 1500, you will quickly transition to catabolism and loose muscle gains. On the other hand if you overeat a bit, it really doesn't matter, there is a reason you are naturally skinny.
Naturally fat fucks don't have this issue, but they are very sensitive to junk/excess food when it comes to gaining weight. hey can skip meals and be OK, but if they overeat it will kill their attempts to loose fat.
For the OP, if you are getting very drunk, you clearly don't care about fitness. Since the beer needed to get very drunk has more calories than the candy bar. I only write this for the benifit of somebody else who might see this thread.
