Yes, other symptoms are dry skin (mostly on the face), constipation, always being thirsty, lethargy, headaches, dizziness, etc.
You may not get all of this at once, but they're all a part of a slow metabolism. Anorexics usually have most, if not all of these symptoms. I only say this because I currently work security in a hospital that is specialized in mental problems...it sorta gets worse the higher you go up in floors (IE, level one is depression and shit, highest level is some schizophrenics and people with homicidal thoughts). Anyway, we get a lot of young girls here trying to recover from anorexia and bulimia and a lot of them complain of always being cold and having bad skin, and a nurse later told me about why and how a bad metabolism caused these things.
On the other hand, if you ONLY get cold after workouts, that's somewhat normal, especially if you're sweaty. Your body just went from being hot to cooling down relatively quickly, so it's a lot like stepping out of a hot shower and getting chilled. But since you mentioned feeling cold constantly, that may very well be to a poor diet causing a metabolic crash...or some kind of hormone imbalance (I read somewhere that women are more resistance to cold due to their hormones).
