Warm compresses will help reduce the eye gunk, especially out of your eyelashes.
If you want to puss out and get prescription eye drops from a doctor, feel free. In the meantime, over-the-counter eyedrops would make life a little more bearable while you allow the infection to run its' course.
In the meantime, if you touch/wipe your eyes, wash your hands afterwards, and avoid sharing pillows and other surfaces where the discharge could be transferred on to from your eye.
In the future, try to avoid embalming yourself with Worchestershire sauce, ok? Topical cream can't solve everything.
