Abs Anonymous
Hey /fit/, I lift weight a lot but I really am lacking on abs.. I do them once a week usually weighted crunches and Roman chair.. but I rarely feel like I'm working them hard. How do I get good abs? They are way behind on my body (even though I am bulking)

To make them stronger, do reverse crunches.

be more specific about what you think you are lacking in...

do you feel like you're not strong enough? Like are you having trouble doing any type of core exercise that involves anything above crunches?

is the problem that you can't see them? That's a diet issue.

is the problem that you can't do more than 10 crunches? That's conditioning/strength

or is the problem you just don't feel like you're working them? Sometimes you can be working a muscle just fine but not get DOMS or feel like you're pushing yourself hard enough. the best way to tell is by using some sort of standard such as reps, weights being used.

Yeah, basically when doing Deads, Squats, etc my fucking abs aren't strong enough (core basically is weak) and I can do like 35 crunches with 30 lbs but I need to make them stronger, I can see them (my bf is like 12) but if they were bigger and stronger they would be better.
