Im taking maybe around 200% daily intake of calcium [im not sure if thats how you put it] by taking 2 300mg calcium pills and drinking 2 muscle mass smoothies(which i mix with milk) and eating meals every chance i get. Is this bad?

i am trying to get my bones more healthy for me to lift weight. im trying to gain mass and put on more weight.

Take one in the morning and one at night. If you take em both at once it'll likely be pissed out.

Then you're fine, just make sure you're out in the sun for vitamin D (improves calcium uptake) and you keep working out.

Your body uses sunlight to produce vitamin D, yes.

Although you can just take vitamin D pills, being outside doing things would be much better. And besides, why pay for something that your body can make for free?

I will admit that I am not an expert on this, but I do believe you only need it on 15% of your body, so face, neck and the back of your hands and preferably on your forearms. This is the 30 minute thing though, I do believe that the time decreases with the amount of skin that is exposed.

"Waste" was the wrong word, I should've said "Getting 30 minutes of sunlight each day will optimise your calcium intake."
