A question for ye. I'm 5'10'' and 187 at the age of 18, am I at the point where performing HIIT will hurt my knees (and will not be as beneficial) ? also, if any other suggestions for me will be accepted. I'm doing my best to do weights more than twice a week and occasional cardio. I also only drink water, no bad food, etc

if your knees hurt, do HIIT on the eliptical or stationary bike/real bike every other running day.
