Alright /fit/: I'm 5 feet 10 inches and weigh about 200 pounds. I figure if I loose somewhere between 20 and 50 pounds, I'll be in decent shape. Got and tips to get in shape and keep from regaining the weight?I just started working out on a treadmill and rowing machine for 70 minutes every other day. And I'm trying to eat less junk...though I still eat sweets every now and again.Anyway, any advice would be appreciated.
