Hey /fit/, recently I've been going to the gym, actually, I started when /fit/ was added to 4chan :D Anywho I have to know, what you guys do when working out.

I stick to cardio so I do

35min Stride Machine (Pic)
That usually gets me 447 burned calories
30min on the bike
Burns about 300 Cals

Should I replace the Stride Machine with a Treadmill? Is there a difference?

Then when I get home I do push ups at random.

What do you do?

Similar to yours. i do about 350-600 cal on the elliptical and then run a few laps around the track. i usually do about 5000-7500 meters on the rowing machine at max resistance and then i stretch and walk around the track and then go into the weight room and do my thing in there.

I was wondering, how long have you been doing that routine? How's it workin out?

I tend to go 10 mins on the Stride Machine, 10 mins on weights/presses, 10 mins on walking machine, then 10 mins on weights/presses, then 10 min on the Sride Machine again.

All up, it takes an hour, half walking, half weights. Is this a alright or horrible routine to be into?
