So after lifting for about a month and a half, i started getting some nasty red stretch marks around where this dude's got em. theyre not too big yet, and I would really like to avoid that happening.i read that tretinoin has been shown to help reduce/eliminate stretch marks if applied in the first stages, so i was thinking i would take maybe 2 weeks off and use that and some moisturizers to heal this up before i go back to lifting.think it'll work? any suggestions?

Vitamins A,D,E,and K are fat soluble meaning that their useless if your not getting enough fat in your diet.Whats yours like?
