Hey /fit/Of all my body parts, my shoulders are the weakest and lacking in muscle. I do a workout routine that works my entire body, but I want to focus more on my shoulders now for a while.How should I do this? Do I make a day dedicated to just them? Do I work them on consecutive days?I'm really quite clueless so any help will do. Thanks.

Military press is god for shoulders. Weighted pushups also.
check out pike push ups. those'll tear your shoulders up if you do em right
