I have a question /fit/.. My bodyfat % is around 18% and I have pretty decent sized arms and chest muscles. I want to lose the weight on my stomach so I can see my ab muscles. I am 5'10 and 164lbs I want to lose about 15 lbs and I think that will get rid of enough stomach fat to see my abs (hopefully) anyway I want to know how I can lose this weight without doing cardio and just dieting.. Also I don't want to lose any of my muscles I have right now. If I just stop eating I will lose some of my arms and chest.. Is there a way I can do this please?

So are there any weighs to lose weight without losing muscle or doing cardio?

maybe eating certain things.. Only drinking protein shakes working out and taking vitamins while getting a lot less calories per day?

I was wondering about this too. I am not sure cutting your caloric intake so much will make you lose muscle.
