I mean, the way the book makes it sounds is like "oh you'll get uber strong, rawr rawr rawr" and it's obvious that that won't happen, but is it actually a good book? Are there good techniques, tips, etc. in it? Because right now it just sounds like one of those "lol this program is so great listen to these testimonials!" kind of things.
