OK so.. I've had a membership to this gym since I was 16. Still fat as hell tho. So what I've done the last month is to step up my exercising to 5 times a week (mon->fri);30min cycling, 30min threadmill, 100crunches, 45min swimmingI try to eat just 1 piece of bread in the morning, 1 for lunch, and a small plate for dinner.As I said.. been doing it for a month now. Still weighing 103kg+Halp.

I used to go to the gym 3 times a week and wonder why I wasnt losing. then I realised that I was only spending about half an hour in there and all 3 sessions counted for about one really weak gym session.needless to say, fix'd
