I don't have anemia, but I take desiccated liver tablets every day. Shit ROCKS. The total iron content isn't as high as say iron sulfate supplements, but liver is high in -assimilable- iron, so you get more of it. Iron = more red blood cells. I get awesome pumps in the gym. Some of you might say it's just water weight, and you'd be correct but shortsighted. Water in your muscles makes your muscles big, and makes them strong.
I eat 3-4 g of Vit C per day only when I'm feeling sick or am around people who are sick.
