I'd say eat a light breakfast an hour before so you have some extra energy in the system. When I work out in the morning usually I'll have a scoop of protein powder and some Gatorade beforehand.
i approve of grassfed bacon breakfast
shake before or light breakfast would be good, you need some kinda fuel to lift
Very light snack. Lift. Normal breakfast.If you full up and go straight to weights, you're going to puke if you're exercising correctly.Also, that man is a fucking genius.
