/fit/ I have a problem.

I live in a city and my bike is my only means of transportation. The problem is even without biking I have a HUEG metabolism. So when I am getting a fair amount of cardio daily I can never find enough time or money to eat right.

What do I do?

eat more whole some food, more bulk food. Are you trying to cut or lose weight? If not then bulk up on wheat pasta, brown rice, oatmeal, and beans. They are cheap, healthy, and will give you the energy you need. I would say eat alot of meat too but i don't know how tight your budget it.

fat has more calories per gram than anything else, so eat more fat if you dont want to eat more

Buy dry beans and oats in bulk. Buy a crockpot for the beans. One crockpot full of beans costs less than a can of beans from the store. This shit blows my mind. Once I figured out the oats and beans trick my food bills dropped by half.
