Hey /fit/

I recently stopped going to my machines-only gym and built myself a sandbag instead. I'm combining that with body weight exercises and running to hopefully get leaner and stronger.

Here's my workout plan, please comment with suggestions etc:

I've started with 20kg in the bag and intend to add 1.25 kg every workout. I also aim to add weight to my pushups and dips as soon as I can do 25 of each.

Workout A:
Squat
Bench Press (without a bench, just on the floor)
Row
Dip
Pushups
Crunches

OP again. I just picked up a sledgehammer and an old tire for $6 and when I came home I beat the shit out of the tire with the sledge. Functional fitness is fun as hell, and I'm definitely building that into my routine.
