Hey, /fit/. I'm in a pretty bad financial situation, so I've decided to adopt a diet of nothing but ramen noodles to save money.How bad is this for my health? Should I at least try to spare the money for a vitamin supplement? I'm hoping it only has to last about 2 or 3 months.
Vitamins would be a good idea.And get a job before you die.
Shit has a ton of sodium with like no nutritional value.
Look up other alternatives to ramen. I hear canned chicken breast is cheap.
