I have been on a mission for the last four months to put on muscle. I started at 184, and I am now about 205. I knew that I would be putting on fat as well in the process. I was not super-skinny to begin with, probably somewhere near average. A little tummy, some soft love handles. Anyhow, once I reach 210, I am going to switch over to cutting fat. I am planning on doing medium or high intensity cardio five days a week (biking and running), and on the other two days, lift weights. I'm planning on switching to a 1500 calorie diet, high in protein, low in carbs.

Basically, my question is, how quickly can I expect to shed fat? Should I expect much of muscle loss as well?
