hey /fit/ I used to be fat, but due to working out more, doing cardio and constantly on the go at work I have lost a lot of weight this last year, from 267 now to 225. I still eat the same shit, if not even worse than I ate before. Is this because I boosted my metabolism do to hard work or am a just burning more calories than I am eating? Should I change my diet, and pay more for food that I hate or keep the same diet, pay less and still continue to lose fat at a slow, but constant weight?

And no, I am not losing muscle, from 27% (at 267) to 13% (at 225).

You're wondering if you should change your seemingly bad diet because you think your metabolism is burning more and you want to change that by switching to healthier food that will make you loose weight slowly?
You also don't think you're loosing muscle.

Then what the hell is the problem?
