I work long hours every day, so I don't really have a typical meal plan. If I had to describe it though:
Breakfast: Two egg omelet with some lowfat cheddar cheese, two small strips of bacon, a slice of whole grain toast if i have time.
Lunch: A baked chicken breast with two small drumsticks, and a green salad with oil and vinegar, no dressings or croutons.
Dinner: Fish, chicken, beef (any protein), with a side vegetable (onions, mushrooms, broccoli, cauliflower, etc.).
Snacks between meals: A handful of Walnuts or Almonds, a can of tuna, a banana or avocado, pepperoni slices with some cheddar. It's really not a complicated way of eating. It's just about second nature to me now. Just cannot stress the importance of water enough. If you're not pissing clear every half hour, your not drinking the right amount.
