I checked the nutrition facts of a bottle of mayonnaise and I noticed it had 0 grams of protein per serving. I thought one of the main ingredients was eggs. Why doesn't it have any?
because a typical serving is 15g and if there is under 1g of protein they can say 0.and since hellmans contains maybe only 30% eggs and that eggs contain only 15% protein, that makes less than 1g...or something following my logic.
It's a mayo conspiracy.
I don't know...But I do know that Mayonnaise is almost entirely made up of oil and fats...
It's only the egg yolks I believe, although I could be wrong...And then on top of that it's 80%~ oil...So it has barely any in...
