Alright guys a need your help.

Well I wanna change that, so I was wondering if anyone could give me suggestions for a work out routine that I can do that will help me lose some weight

yep u just gotta eat right, buy a muscle and fitness magazine and follow a diet. dont be bitch about it and dont cheat yourself. You gotta work hard if you dont wanna see an abortion every time you look in the mirror. I also suggest that you go to a gym, dont bother with a trainer, just follow a workout like starting strength or something out of muscle and fitness, if your unsure about how to do the workout look it up on youtube.

Like the other guys said, eat right, don't bitch about it. If you are really serious about losing weight, you won't brush off this advice. It takes time and commitment. From the looks of your body, you probably have trouble committing to eating healthy. Prove me wrong
