I haven't been able to play soccer for a while due to an injury , but finally i've been athletically cleared and my first game back is in a few hours

Any advice on how I can prepare and shake the nerves?

Depends what the injury is. Do some sprints, ball control, whatever, stress the area you hurt. It'll make you feel more confident that it is healed.
