Week 3

K, so only 5 days. Pretty much SSDD. Although I'm feeling some big internal changes.

- My sleep cycle is practically set in stone.
- I can run about 2 miles at the track with general ease.
- I'm feeling some improvements in my sight/hearing (wtf)

Thanks for all the support. I've stuck to it this far and I'm not even close to giving up.

You should keep a written log, of all the changes you notice due to your change in life style. ie. More endurance, more energy, less flatulence, Running a mile for the first time, running 2 miles the first time. Keep track of all your accomplishments. It will help you stay motivated.

Can't see any difference bodyshape-wise, but good job on those shorts. From week 1 they are loose and black, but turn red and tighten up by week 2, and are already fitting nice and snug week 3. By next week you should be able to change to another color. Keep up the good work.
