You can get a good full body workout in just a small room and 2 appropriate weighted dumbbells. I myself haven't been able to hit the gym more then about once a week in the last month or so due to work and school demanding so much time, but I have gotten more of a work out in my apartment then I would at the gym over the course of the last few weeks.
Go to target, walmart, garage sale, whatever, buy 2 dumbbells appropriate for your strength. I prefer box or octagonal dumbbells myself so I can use them as push-up stands. You can do Flies, Curls, Raises, Rows, Lunges, Crunches(if you are strong enough, a much lower weight, or just hands behind head is enough of a resistance for a good while though). There are more leg and ab exercises, but those don't really require weights.
If you really can't get any weights at all, find heavy objects to try and improvise or just start with pullups, pushups and other simple exercises.
