/fit/ I'm a skinny 6'7" guy... Cardio is sorted out via jogging and rope skipping, but how do i build muscles without moneys for expensive gym memberships or weights?!

Can someone point me to an online resource that has full body muscle development techs without equipment?

I see... So being visually attractive is only allowed for rich people. Got it, thanks!

buy shorthandle dumbbells and a bench. maybe smth to do pull ups (essential for ur back). find and read a good guide on exercises. find out how much weight you can handle with those exercises and work out once in two days. repeat every exercise 10 times; not once more; if thats too easy use more weights. do every exercise 10 times, then repeat them all. this should cost u about 40 minutes. eat 1-2 BOILED eggs afterwards. this will cost u 100-200 bucks but believe me: its worth it. i too was a skinny guy and look "normal" now; just that its not fat but muscle. but you should realize that working out is no fun. it will be fund as soon as you gain muscle and look better and better but until then its really annoying. listening to music helped me keep up my spirits

Why don't you play basketball? It's a great workout and you're made for it. Surely there's a rec center or something with free courts somewhere close by. Buy a ball, practice dribbling, shooting, and layups and go get in a game.

Haha, thanks for the vote of confidence/tip... i really mean that...

But I'm not the sport type at all... i like laying around by the pool with cocktails.

The only connection i have with sport, is perving on cheerleaders. Much to my GF's dismay.

about the eating:
eat like there is fucking no tommorow, about every 2-3 hours. Only good healthy food:
beef, chicken, eggs, rice, wheat, oatmeal... well anything that is simmilar.

Eat a good full of carbohidrates (oats/wheats) meal Before your training, and a good meal after training (proteins - such as chicken, beef, eggs, etc)

Also in your workout train all your muscles if its possible, for 1 group of muscles 1 excersice.

pick a weight with which you can do about 8-12 repetitions, and do 4-5 sets for each exrecise.

Start with curls, not only to train your abs but a start to make your heart work, before the real workout begins.

muscle is made out of protein. eggs=protein
you eat it afterwards because if you eat them in the morning and train in the evening (like most do) the protein is used in other ways. remember that your body has no interest in becoming muscular ;)

I wasn't trolling, just pointing out an amusing misunderstanding.
