I've heard a lot about Alli, /fit/. Does anybody have any good/bad feedback about it? 'Miracle' stories, perhaps?

I don't think it's worth it. Alli works by preventing the absorption of fats in your body. But those fats have to go somewhere... and if they're not being absorbed as per usual, you end up shitting them out. Which means your stool is essentially coated in oil, which causes them to quite literally just slide out, leaving you unable to control your bowel movements and making you fecally incontinent. If you go to the Alli website, they very bluntly tell you to make sure to wear dark-colored pants and bring extra changes of clothing with you wherever you go while taking the pill. Accidentally shitting yourself at work or while out shopping is not a pleasant experience, I would imagine.

Also, the pill doesn't cause you to change your dietary habits at all; it merely prevents the absorption of some amount of calories from the food you eat. Thus once you stop taking the pill any weight you may have lost comes back right away.

Verdict: A waste of money and laundry. Just eat healthy and exercise as best you can.

Ahaha it makes you shit on yourself brilliant.

Are there any diet pills that work well along side regular exercise and proper eating.
