Depends what it's from. Not sleeping enough? Someone punched you?

99% of the time its hereditary so they are permanent although you can treat the skin to make it less visible.

once or twice a week i do the cucumber on the eye thing helps a bit. I've also got this eye lotion type thing to moisturize the skin.

Preparation H helps. You just rub a bit under your eyes every day and it should help the bags fade a bit.

thanks for the info Anon.
Will check at local pharmacy.

And to add, i wear spectacles.
Is that causing darked area near the nose where my spec mounted/rested?

Do you have any kind of Mediterranean blood in you? My mom said sometimes we have darker eyes. I know I have had dark eye randomly even if my routine is the same.

when i mentioned blacked eye, i dont mean panda-like eyes/been punched.
Its like where the baggy eyes, the more it gets near to the nose, it becomes darker.

Nope, no Mediterranean blood in me.

Yep, the hemorrhoid cream is the stuff to use for bags under eyes. I don't really know about the spectacles thing, but I would guess you shouldn't let them grind into your nose too much.

I would suggest a little mint extract, the cooling helps contract blood vessels, which reduces the bruise look.
