What's it like to be a fat person?

If it is so bad why don't you lose weight?

Do you strive to be thinner? And If so How thin?

If you can't lose the weight, why don't you try harder? I mean putting say 5-7 hours of intense physical exercise into your daily routine?

Well in the beginning its REALLY hard. Usually you go on a rage mode at the evening and be like "Shit I'm not gonna eat anything unhealthy ever again!" and start to plan your exercising routines.
In the morning you go all lazy and forget about everything you said last evening.

Also, when you go jogging for example, you can jog for a so little time, that you get annoyed by this and don't go jogging for a while.

It's really only a matter of willpower, which fat people have way less, at least in the beginning.

Usually fit people do way better in school then fat people, for they can concentrate on studying way better.

Gaining muscle is so much more difficult.

1. Consant social anxiety and general out-of-breathness. Discomfort in both physical and mental ways.

2. The ones that REALLY want to manage to. The ones that don't have no willpower and don't care enough, no matter how much they BAAAWWW

3. I started with wanting to lose some weight for more mobility and so that it was easier to find clothes at the store (I was at the higher part of the sizes scale before the sizes moved to the 'generous' section).
Now I just aim to be awesomely strong and generally fit

4. Every weekend I look over how I've done over the week, and make changes. I joined a gym and a kempo club (with my own money) to force myself to go. Rest days I run. Only exception is exam time

Most of the advice about 'bulking' on /fit/ will do that.
