anyone else have fucked up sleep the same day you lift?its so strange because the days when I lift are when I'm the most exhausted but I end up waking up only 6ish hours after falling asleep and proceeding to not be able to fall asleep again, and in eed more rest for my mussles :(how 2 fix this
It happened to me when I began lifting. I got used to it and now sleep normally- maybe you will too.
