ok these fools....you don't go apeshit on the sprint. If you do, you'll be too worn out too fast for it to even work.
walk for 3-5 minutes, then sprint for 1 minute (at 70-80% percent of your top speed), then walk another minute, repeat for 20-30 minutes. IF you really want to burn more fat, do some moderate running afteerwards for another 20 minutes.
