I've got a question my friends.I've got a slim build. Thinner side of average but not skinny. Work out 3 times a week. Just too much of a pussy to eat 4000-5000 calories a day i'd need to bulk.I have a small layer of fat over my stomach. you can see abs in certain light unflexed. but not all the time. i can pinch fat too. stomach is not sunk or flat in abs. it sticks out. i do a decent ab work out. prolly 12% bf as a guessAlso I just added deadlifts and squats into my routine so maybe ill make overall gains. 15 lbs would make me happy so i'd be medium rather than half way between small and medium.Would doing cardio remove any fat there while letting my gain muscle over all still? Or would it just hinder muscle gain and provide no fat loss since i eat 3000 calories. I havent ran in a year.pic is close to my abs in good light unflexed.
