Hey /fit/ I'm a little perplexed on what to do. This time last year I was a real fatass my weight was an excess of 330 pounds well I was fed up with all the lard so I started working out, running, swimming ect.... well I've just turned 22 I weight 270 now I'd really like to join the arm forces but I need to loose around 40 more pounds but try as I might I can't shed anymore weight off. Does /fit/ know what the fuck I can do to loose the weight?

reduce your calories a little and exercise. Even walking is exercise... Of course, it takes longer to burn the same amount of calories since you'd be going slower than if you were running, but it's better than nothing.
