Yo /fit/. I'm here looking for some dieting advice.I'm 6'3", and 277 lbs. I'm reasonably muscular, but I have a beer belly and moobs. The moobs come from a disease I've been diagnosed with called Gynecomastia (wiki it). I work out infrequently, but I'd love to slim down and lose some weight. Any advice?Pic unrelated.
