Okay, here goes. I've caught a cold and I'm worried I might damage my heart if I go to the gym tomorrow, at least that's what everybody tells me. But I read somewhere that you should never skip a gym day, just do the exercise with like 50% power. What should I do?
Also, how can I tell if I have a tight foreskin or not? I'm afraid to ask a real doctor because it's such a personal problem.
