i take it you have no will power and cannot eat clean for the life of you
if that is the case then you are fucked
if you can manage to eat clean the fat will fall off, start with ellipticals, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, any sort of electrical cardio machine
then eventually work your way to 30m, 45m, and 60m cardio durations
once you hit 50-60m long duration you can start trying HIIT, tataba
test yourself sprinting wise and endurance wise, always push yourself but dont murder yourself till you are at least fairly physically fit (see: 4-6 months down the road)
so it really isnt gonna be that hard till you are there, and then your body will be able to take that
but this all goes back to eating CLEAN AS FUCK
if you can't do it you are butt fucked good luck being fat for EVER
