Depends on squat style, if you squat like him don't worry 'bout it. If you squat deep you can do a few things like butt kicks (hands on your butt, heel hits hands) and front kicks (hold hand out, hit hand with shin, increase height of hand progressively) and side kicks (same but lean slightly to either side so you don't jam into your hip bone). Other than those dynamic stretches the simplest way would just be to do some freeweight squats or some light weight squats to get into the groove. You can even do a few warmup sets.
