/fit/ i started doing say 100 crunches a night... for the past couple of weeks.I still have a fatty layer covering my abs which prevents them from being visible. I know I need cario and exercise for this etc.The problem is though, when I flex my abs, the top looks alot bigger and bulged out more than the bottom.. Is this right? Have I been crunching incorrectly and caused my upper abdominal region to become alot bulkier? If so how can I fix this.If I lay on my back and suck in my stomach and at the same time tense my abs it looks as tho on the sides of my abs is anorexic, and the abs are a big blob of mass with a small layer of fat covering them to stop them being defined.
most people dont do crunches correctly tbh, best way to make sure you do them right is to have your legs over the back of a chair and lie where youd normally sit. perfect crunch then
There are upper and lower abdominals. You need to work both sets of them.
You should google reverse crunches.
