Hey /fit/, I'm 6ft, 180lbs, I want to get toned.
I don't drink much pop, and I enjoy biking, besides those two things, What do you recommend?

OP here, on the subject of sit ups and crunches, what's /fit/s opinion on reverse crunches? I heard they do more then regular sit ups/crunches

High weight low reps is better

Most of these people are dumbshits. If you want to get toned, the last thing you should be asking about is weight resistance training. Diet should be about 65% of your concern, Cardio 25%, and Weight training about 10%. You're a bit overweight, around 165 should be your target, so those first two things should be really important to you. Don't do situps, curls are much, much better. Abs start working the lower back, and involve muscles unrelated to the abdominal wall. Low weight high reps is bullshit, you should focus on a low body weight percentage instead through eating well and cardio (Which will get you toned like you want, http://www.healthcentral.com/diet-exercise/c/3801/26578/low-reps-reps for more information)
hope that helps
