Hi /fit/,
I'm going to a ball tonight, so I don't want to eat anything that will make me look bloated in my dress in 4 hours. I also don't want to avoid eating, and am hungry. What sorts of food/drink should I be eating to keep bloating for the rest of the day to a minimum? Please keep in mind that I'm vegan.

Visible bloating? Can that happen?

it happens when you're a skinny girl and food is going through your intestines. Makes that part stick out funny. It's why you always look thinnest in the morning after your good morning bowel movement. Basically, right now I'm sticking to light foods and drinking more water than usual and might go for some green tea later to try to induce more pooping before I get dressed. A wrap consisting of some hummus-like stuff, lettuce, and carrots with carrot sticks on the side just didn't make me feel full enough, though. :( I'm a hungry, hungry girl.

Avoid fiber. Fiber soaks up water and causes bloating. So fruits, rather than vegetables, will probably be a better call. I'm sure you can google fiber content on foods you have at hand. Grains have too much fiber.

Thanks for the tits.

thanks guys, I don't have much that has low fiber content, but I'll try to keep it as low as possible and drink lots of green tea and coffee.
