I'm a big fat fuck, 25+ stone and 6ft 6 inches

Im lazy, inactive and have a bad diet. I where 6xl tops and 52 inch jeans and im only 22. I've decided enough is enough. Can anybody of you guys recommend a diet and exercise plan for the long term for me? gym's out of the question till i lose a bit so my main exercise is going to have to be things like walking or stuff i can do in my flat.

Serious: Start taking your diet seriously. Chicken, fish, lean beef and more veggies. Lift weights (are you big, or big and fat?). Walk fast, really fast. If walking fast is good for powerlifters and bodybuilders (models), then it's good for u.

Here's a book to help you in getting your diet right. I've already lost 3 pounds this week without really changing my exercise routine.

Make sensible steps; clean your diet up in stages, add more exercise in stages, then when you feel comfortable with your appearance join a gym or take up a sporting activity.
Most people can't sustain massive changes to their lifestyle for long, but if you change it piece by piece you'll have more success.

op here, at the moment I do eat quite a bit of carb's, think I'm going to lower this amount and only eat them in the mornings. I was also thinking about switching my main meal to the morning and just having a light lunch and tea, what's /fit/'s view of this???

as for exercise am thinking of walking 5 miles 4 times a week, complementing this with an hour of generally exercise i can do in my own home the other 3 day (thing's like dancing, going up and down the stairs seeing as we have over 100 of them etc)

Sounds like you are on the right track. None of this is "physically" hard, really it's all mental and how much self-discipline you have.
