Dear /fit/

its been a few months and I feel that I have loss some muscles in my arm and upper body.
I want to focus on muscles in the shoulder and chest.

so far I have returned to a square meal every day.
10 to 15 minuet warm-up
3 sets of squats at 15
3 sets of shoulder exercises at 10
and 50-75 reps of sit-ups
and I'm trying to do this 5-6 times a week(one day of rest also note none of this is permanent)

my major concerns are making sure that I do not weaken muscles(overworking) and making sure that I do enough work to return my loss muscle.
any tips/crit you want to give I want to hear.
