sup /fit/can anyone recommend any exercises specifically for my forearms? they are unnaturally small compared to my biceps which do get significantly more of a workout than my forearms and it just looks really odd and disproportionate

Fapping. My left arm is huge now.
wrist curls or any number of wrist exercises. Wrist-rollers, plate pinches, grippers.
impossible. forearms are worked much the same way calves are--with time and endured usage. it'll take a while, so just lift weights for a long time and you'll get there eventually.

Do some forearm curls. Yes, there's such a thing.
forearm curls, reverse curls
Wrist rollers can make your forearms feel like they are going to pop out of your skin. But yeah even if you don't do forearm targeting exercises they will grow with other weightlifting exercises over time.
Do towel or rope pull ups. They will blast your forearms.
I'm also going to say fapping. Or at least pretend to.
