Training teh legs. Nweed
Hey /fit/.

Ive been working out for about 2 months.
Mainly my upper body, but the only training I for my legs I do are the 5-6 minutes of treadmill for warming up.
I'd like to know if training my legs more intensively would have any effect on the other parts of my body, I'm not sure, heard something about moar hormons.

I also do 20 or 30 heel raisers (you go up onto your toes and back)

Then I do the opposite, I go up on my heels 20 or 30 times.

lifting weights with your legs will make them bigger

Moar muscle mass > More testosterone > Bigger and muscles over all.

Legs > One of the major muscles regions in the body > Awesomeness.

And not training your legs will make you carrot shaped as well. Do it.
