Extreme weight loss Almost Anorexic

I'm 300lbs. I'm going to go to stop eating everything but one EXTREMELY small meal a day, such a handful of peanuts, or a few sticks of celery, or a small salad. In addition to that, I'm going to be walking about three miles a day and doing 10x10 squats. I'll be drinking water and the occasional juice to supply Vitamin C to keep my immune system up.

1) Is it possible, with the help of OTC vitamins, to stay relatively healthy on this diet?

2) How long will it take for weight loss to initially set in?

3) With the exercise I'll be doing, will my body still destroy all of my muscles before my fat?

4) How unhealthy is this, honestly?

5) Finally, will this work if I don't end up binging?

Prooobably not. Your body needs vitamins and minerals, along with macronutrients such as protein, carbs and fats to keep your body going.

IF you actually stuck to walking a shitton and not eating, you'd probably notice drastic weight loss after a few short weeks. Nothing will show in the first two, because your body'll be changing and adjusting, but then it'll fucking drop like a manic depressive on a roof top.

Um, hard to say, it depends on your genetic makeup and body type. Some people are able to maintain muscle mass while starving and overworking, it's kinda fucked, but I know i'm one of those people. You'll have to see for yourself. I can tell you one thing, you'll be fucking SORE.

Quite unhealthy, not only will your body go through dangerously drastic changes, but you're putting your organs at risk as well as your overall well being. Although you may come out of it looking hot, you'll feel like ass, and you'll have to stick to eating nothingness for the rest of your life, because the second you start eating like a fatty again, you'll balloon.

Good luck man, honestly. I remember when I was fat, I tried this too. I was at a point where I didn't care what had happened to me, all I wanted to do was be able to see myself in a mirror and not cringe. I lost a bit of weight, about 20 or 30 pounds, and although I was quite weak for a week or two after I stopped and started eating healthy, I took advantage of my lighter body and began to run to shed off the rest of my fat, and now today i'm at about 6% body fat with a lot of lean muscle. I hope things turn out for you too man.

Bullshit. Eat a normal amount of healthy food a day and exercise. Is that really so hard? Can you not control yourself to such an extent that you weigh 300 pounds?

I recommend a bike machine. It's not as good as running but running might hurt you. Walking will do you very little good. Stationary bike as much as you can.

You have to be completely outside of your comfort zone. No it isn't easy but it isn't suppose to be. Once you're down 100 pounds (should take you eight months) start running. Run until you throw up whatever you have eaten. If you can't eat properly and exercise everyday than you don't want to lose weight. You want to be a disgusting fat slob. That's fine if it's your choice but don't say you can't lose weight because that's fucking bullshit and you know it.

You will end up with stretch marks, low energy, and the hunger will be so big that will take control of your mind without knowing at all. You will have lots of stress when you feel the smell of good food, and will devour everything eventually.

Just cut 500 calories off of your maintenance level, and do 45 minutes of cardio per day. Walk, run, jog, bike, swim, whatever. Just do 45 minutes.

THATS IT. Seriously. If you stick with it, you'll lose all the weight you want.

Winner, that first 50 will come off REALLY fast with just small lifestyle changes. And after you find yourself hitting a plateau, go see a nutritionist/trainer once or twice to get more results.

I did this, but to a lesser extent having only been 50+ lb over. First week of it will purge your water weight, and that'll probably be the quickest weight loss period you see on the scale, so make sure to keep hydrated with like 8-12 bottles of water per day while on this plan.

Unhealthy? I did it, I ain't dead, and I've kept the weight off. In fact, I got my hormone levels checked up on after wards, and I was basically cream of the crop. I lost muscle, but I took time after to build up lots of it. But eh, genetics etc etc.
