What do you guys think of this? I'm in week two and I'm seeing a noticeable difference in my chest. Less Man boobs, more Man Chest.

It's great, if you're fat fuck. Finish it and start SQUATZ asap.
>> Anonymous
Can squats be done with dumbells? Poorfag is poor.
>> Anonymous
not really, you won't be able to hold a decent amount of weight if it were dumbells. your hands would give out before your legs did.
>> Anonymous
What's wrong with doing squats without weights?
>> Anonymous
I prefer chin ups and lunges to squats since they can be done almost anywhere without any weights so I dunno.

But you'd get better, so it'd be worth it

I started at week 1 of this program and am on week 3. I stalled on Column 3/Week 3/Day 2 but I could not even do 14 triceps push ups before. Now, they are no problem. My triceps have even gotten noticeably bigger. This might actually work.

I use this methodology for other things like pull ups and crunches and it seems to be working fine, as well.

I agree, it's helped me with my pull-ups as well. I like how the systems pushes you bit by bit. Just need to work on my cardio now.

I doubt ur triceps got 'noticeably( bigger in 3 weeks brah

Would this fuck with my recovery if I incorporated it alongside my regular split of work?

I do chest/back on mondays, legs/shoulders on wednesdays, and arms on friday.

Would I have to drop that to properly do this?

I think you can add it in, but remember to have your nutrition side in good order. Protein shakes & creatine will help as well. Listen to your body though, if it feels tired then you may need add more complete rest days.
>> Anonymous
you are better off doing 5x5 bench then a shitload of pushups.
>> Anonymous
2 weeks and you should be at 100 already fag
>> Anonymous
Just finished week three. In column three. I'm enjoying it. Feels good man.

Can't really imagine being able to do 100 consecutive in just 3 more weeks though. We'll see. Triceps pushups are a lot easier now though for sure.

It was going well, but then it stopped.

That's called a plateau.
Go do some different arm exercises, like bench, pullups, presses, etc for a while.
>> Anonymous
I stopped at week 4 and switched to stronglifts instead
>> Anonymous
