I'm quite pleased with my efforts today, in fact I've been getting close to 60% fats, 25% protein, 15% carbs each day

Most delicious day, of course the salmon for dinner was a delight. And 4 pieces of chocolate for desert was amazing. Never fails the 88% cacao!

well, i guess we will see in 80 years wont we. I guess having fun with your diet is seen as detrimental and bad, i love to cook, love spending time learning about food, and most of all feel good all the time. so i guess i will die sooner since i'm having so much pleasure!
