Sup /fit/, I'm roughly a month off of my target weight. Which is super. However, I was wondering - What do I do once I hit my target weight? I know I need to increase my calorie intake to maintain my wait. But if I want to bulk, do start as soon as I lose the weight and hit my target? Or do I maintain my weight for a month or so and then start? Seems kinda like a stupid question, but one I'd like answered.
