depends on your nutrients on that peroid of none lifting, if good then all muscle should be burried under your fat gain
>>383336fair enough, variables are, doing more cardio (through cycling to a job, doing a manual job etc) and eating 3 square meals as normal (fast food once on the weekend for example) other than that, tuna, eggs, milk pasta etc etc
