Help me.
When I'm doing any exercise that involves my arms,
I'm putting it mostly to my right arm.
Even when i literally think and say to myself,
put it on the left side, even when I do, i still feel more
burn on the right. I just need a good way to help this,
as my right is looking more defined.

Stop exercising your left arm completely, it obviously is a slacker and isn't worth your time.

Do dumbell exercises. These force your left arm to catch up with your right arm.
