so I'm stuck here being conflicted as fuck as to whether I should cut or bulk which lead me to the assumption that whenever you bulk you always put on unncessary fat you need to eventually cut off?

is this true?

I'm about 17-18% BF now and still got small hints of moobs left that I want to get rid of, I figure cut for about 7-8 weeks to finish that(hopefully) then clean bulk till the summer

do guys who clean bulk have a shitton of unwanted fat on them alot or is that only dirty bulking?

18%? cut down to 10% then clean bulk. meaning, eat above maintenance so you gain 3-4 lbs a month, without eating any junk (only complex carbs, unsaturated fats, etc). you'll probably need 4 months of cutting to get to 9-10%, but if you cut effectively you'll be -cut-...6pack and abdominal veins and all.

you can probably bulk up to the same weight before you cut, but it will be almost all muscle. you'll get some fat, too, but you'd be able to lose it much more easily (4 weeks as opposed to 4 months)

yea at least that's what I'm told, dunno my exact BF %, that was taken about a month ago and I've been pretty much bulking this month and quickly(now) realized i need to cut and get rid of the tits once and for all
