Ammonia sweat smell / minor boobs lulz Anonymous
Hey /fit/,

I run for about 1 - 2 hours a day and then I do some weightlifting for about 15-20 mins after. I lost a hefty amount of weight but I have these minor manboobs. I wasn't a fat bastard but you know, I got those "If your nipples aint stiff from the cold sloppyish boobs". Any special excercises to tone that up? Also, recently I noticed my sweat smell like ammonia / pee. Does this instantly mean that I'm burning up muscle tissue due to a low protein level in my body?

Switch them around and you will get a better benefit for losing fat. Work on your chest with bodyweight exercises & bench press etc.. Don't know about the sweat, if its a recurring thing go to your doctor.

Thanks, Well I should mention I run on an empty stomach, if I lift weights first I'm really exhausted and can't run the full distance. Tho I'll try switching it around.

That's really great. After reading this it does make sense. I have a really low carb diet, I'll just eat some more of those before training and see if the smell gets better, also if I start losing more weight / not burning muscles.
