I'm about 5'6", 174 or so pounds...now, I know I'm overweight.

I'm trying to lose weight, without it being TOO terribly strenuous.

I'm starting to eat healthier, but can /fit/ give me some excersize regiment suggestions?

If you're a really lazy fat fuck, just cut all your portions in half and continue on with your daily life. Eventually, cut those portions in half, too. You'll lose like 50 pounds in 8 months by doing less work (eating less means less time spent eating, as well as being a lazy fuck like you normally are).

Also, stop using euphemisms. You aren't overweight. You aren't husky. You aren't chunky. You're FAT. If you have more than 15% body fat as a male and 20% as a female, you are FAT. Admit it and move on.
