Hey /fit/Just a few small questions - in order to lose the most amount of weight (healthily, obviously), as well as eating right and drinking a lot of water, how many times a week would you recommend gyming?Also, how long would these sessions be and what basics would they involve? (for example, 40mins cardio, reps, etc)And I know it will help anyway because any exercise is exercise, but how helpful will it be to have say...30 minutes swim after every work out? It helps me relax and I seem to ache less, plus I'm burning more calories.Sorry for any stupid questions that may have been asked here before. I'd really appreciate some answers though.
