hi /x/i am 20 years old and have 125kg. my live is not satisfiying especially with girls...and since almost a year i have to live with beginning consequenzes of my wight like strong acne, appendicitis, high blut pressure...i want to change this, so i go to a gym to lose weight.but i think thats the wrong way.so tell me /x/ what kind of sport or exercises are the best way to lose weight in a gentle way?and what exercises schould i make in gym, also to get some nice muscles?

I suggest that you expel the demons from your body. I read somewhere in /x/ that the more demons there are in your body the more fat you have because they are fat demons. Once they have been dealt with say 3 hail marys and purchase a rabbit's foot.
