Need chest growth Anonymous
Hey /fit/, I'm a 20 year old college student who has been working out for about 3 years now. I've hit a plateau and tried many ways to surpass it but haven't succeeded yet. I'm currently days away from starting an 8 week cycle of DECA. My questions for all of you are simply these:
-What are some techniques that have worked well for any of you with gaining size on your chest? Specifically the lower chest... for the life of me I cannot understand why this muscle is so stubborn for me.
-Secondly if any of you have tried DECA what was your cycle set up like? I've heard that an 8 week cycle of 2cc and on the last two weeks decrease dosage to prevent a crash post cycle.

Also my diet is pretty clean so I dont think thats my problem, but i'm on a bulk cycle so im not too concerned with what my diets like. (keeping it to chicken, brown rice, broccoli, and muscle milk collegiate. It's pretty boring but works)

that's 8 sets of heavy triples on a flat barbell bench.

The "bottom" pec isn't a seperate muscle, it's just about having enough mass there to give it that look.

I see you are considering using Duraboline. Before you start using it I would first suggest you to try with whey + creatine as a post workout meal, your choice on how to take creatine(filling up or gradual intake) and more food of all sorts, even fat food. Combine that with heavy benching for at least a few months and if you still see no results, then try wih steroids.

You must take Duraboline with a testosterone because it will deplete your testosterone levels otherwise. My suggestion would be Enanthate, depending on the dose you choose for Duraboline, Enanthate dose must be 100mg higher. Some people use 300mgs of Duraboline and 400mgs of Enanthate per week, but that is just an example dose and you yourself must decide which one is best for you. Enanthate can go all the way up to 1000mgs per week, so you must inform yourself extensively before beginning a cycle.

although I do not advocate steroid use, Test. Enanthate is an amazing compound (and by far my favorite steroidal substance, with some of the least side effects and most promising results).

I would actually START with test. enanthate, before even attempting deca.

seriously, it will be much more worth your while . plus enanthate is cheap as shit... you can buy it in bulk from various european or chinese suppliers, and then make your own solutions using any preferred purified oil, and then purify it yourself to ensure quality.


I've tried 300mg once a week, and 150mg twice a week. I personally enjoyed the 150mg twice a week method better, but I'm a small guy so it just worked better for me.

Within the past years i've tried the creatine and whey shake post workout and it wasn't very effective so i discontinued use. i've tried just about all of the weaker supplements out there and few are what they are hyped up to be.

I haven't heard about test depletion while on the durabolin, so i'll definetely look into that.

So in your opinion is the Enanthate a better product overall or just as a first time supplement?
I've tried all the pre and post workout common supplements available pretty much and wasnt impressed with very many. (NO2, creatine, leukic, anator, M1 bol, 17hd, gakic, 11oxo...) to be honest the only one I saw much off of was the 17hd, primarily being that its a test amplifyer probably.

I'm looking for a decent bulking cycle followed by a Shed cycle which i've heard really good things about clenbuterol working well for.

The gains are small, but they're there.

Have you tried a chest specialization program?

Tell us what you've tried, don't throw drugs and products at us, explain how long, how much everytime etc, looking at each base and saying you just hit a home run is pretty stupid, testing 1 supp a week every week for 3 months is equally, stupid.

Why don't we see if there's something we can do to save money.

you haven't tried anything. unless you know what terms like sheilko, complex conjugate, linear periodisation and the three methods of building strength are, no way should you even be looking at steroids.

unless you've read the poliquin principles, beyond bodybuilding, starting strength, the anabolic diet, the german body comp program, supertraining and every article over at the westside website, you shouldn't be starting on steroids.

unless you can put faces to the names of simmons, tate, poliquin, tsatsuoline, siff, zatsiorsky, koan and john, can name at least three mr olympias and know how they trained and can give a brief summary as to why mentzer was a crazy crazy motherfucker, you shouldn't be starting on steroids. you get bonus points if you know about the barbarian brothers.

also, your diet is crap. where the fuck are your fat sources? if your diet is crap, you shouldn't be starting on steroids.
