>>17253 i couldn't honestly tell you my fat protein carb ratios. i just don't eat refined carbs normally, in which i include pasta. i eat fruit and vegetables, mainly 50/50 raw/cooked, a fuckton of proteing and use whole eggs, olive oil and natural yoghurt (post workout) for healthy fats. i supplement with fish oil, zinc, magnesium and selenium. i drink coffee black and drink alcohol. wine usually. don't eat potatoes or rice because they shut me down. don't tolerate them too well.
i really really like my normal diet, so much so i don't often feel the urge to cheat. but today i have. fuck yeah.
