Alright /fit/. Heres my dillemma. Ive always been rather overweight, ever since I was young. Im not horribly obese, but I would like to slim down to a flat stomach and chest, trim fat off arms, legs, face, all that. Ive been lifting dumbells to improve muscles, and jogging about a mile and a half a day, though Ive taken a smal break. Ive also been trying drinking Muscle Milk, I found it at costco, thought Id give it a try. Im 6'1, and 278 lbs, by the way. Broad physique.

I recently got dumped out of a 3 yr relationship, and am looking to become visually attractive, with hopes of pulling the one I love back, so Ive got some good motivation.

Basically, I want to know some ideas for losing weight quickly, while still being healthy about it. I also would like to know of any supplements, drinks, etc that would help enhance weight loss and promote muscle gain

muscle milk doesn't directly cause fat loss, it's a protein supplement to help build muscles if food isn't enough.
