Nope just diet man, just cut out ALL the shit, and drunk water. And i lost all that weight in just under 2 years. Sounds simple, but it's really not, will power and determination are the key, i aimed to lose weight for myself and to attract the opposite sex. I lost muscle mass and have some excess skin to deal with but i'm trying hard to get past that too, i just jog daily, it seems to be working, as well as keeping a good diet.
As for the indent chest shit, yeah that sucks. But it's not a major worry, it just makes my bottem rib more visible.
