I did some pretty heavy lifting yesterday and today my chest has kind of a dull ache. It's not my pectoral muscles, it's coming from like inside my chest. My heart is fine, it's not that; is it possible I pulled something in my chest? Like the muscle between my ribs or whatever?

I circled where the pain is.

Yeah I got the same shit doing dips like a month ago...I think it's inflammation of the cartilage that holds your sternum and ribs together. Take some ibuprofen and dont do dips for a while...
