Aerobic exercises. Give me them.


I want to burn fat and only burn fat. Not a lot of muscle workout please.

Whether you burn fat during an aerobic exercise is determined by your diet and whether you're lifting weights.
In order to preserve your muscle you need a steady intake of protein throughout the day and a consistent weight lifting schedule. If you don't have these you'll lose muscle doing ANY aerobic exercise.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday, weight lifting + 30-60min cardio.

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 2-3 hours of cardio.

Balanced diet. Eat 5-7 small meals a day at CONSTANT times, sleep 8-9hours a day.

If you DO that, I can garuantee that you will get into perfect shape in a year.

Forgot to say, go to sleep at the same time and try to wake up at the same time. No weekend sleepins, it fucks up your biorhythm.

Either way, do what I said, first two weeks will be hell, you WILL see a big difference in a timespan of month.

Jog 30 mins in the morning or walk to school and back.

Do an hour / an hour and a half of aerobics.

Walk the dog, go for a walk yourself, clean your room or something.

Place your hands behind your head (making sure not to interlace your hands), elbows pointed towards your sides (if you can't see your elbows, then the position is correct). Keep your hands and elbows in those positions throughout the exercises.

30 minutes running
walking all over campus to class, to eat, to go play ultimate, etc.
90 minutes playing ultimate

I refer to ultimate frisbee. The "proper" name is just ultimate, but you usually have to say "ultimate frisbee" so people know what you're talking about.

If you're unfamiliar with the game, it's like this:

It's played on an American football field. Each team tries to get the frisbee into the opposite end zone. When you have the frisbee, you can't move; you can only pivot. It's a little like soccer, football, and basketball with a frisbee.
