I had a "cheat day" yesterday, as it was the end of my exams. I've been in /fit/ mode since March and have really watched what I eat, lost about 20 pounds since then (I'm 205, 6'1, and 21yo)

On the night I had a kebab and chips(a british thing), and bought a bag of Doritos, and a chocolate pudding. Oh and a bag of skittles. Wasn't home so didn't eat anything proper.

I feel sick this morning and I didn't even drink :( Has my body started to reject these shitty foods? Can it do that?!

yes.

Mainly the fats. Sooner or later you might even end up feeling sick imagining the taste of it in your mouth. No big loss. There are better things to eat.

Im a britfag and jesus op you weren't joking, you couldn't of just been happy with a pizza but you have to get a kebab.

Kebab = enough said, they are full of enough shit to make you feel ill no matter how much or less of a /fit/ fag you are

OP here... well.... that's awesome in a a way.

I have to admit I even felt a little sick searching for an appropriate pic :o

I'm surprised you could bring yourself to eat all that. I feel bad just imagining it.

If you stay in /fit/ mode you should train yourself out of even wanting stuff like that. A kebab is ok (occasionally), chips ok (occasionally), but both? And doritos, chocolate pudding and skittles as well is asking for it, they are pointless foods with no value.

I eat kebab atleast twice a week and am as fit as ever :| Don't believe the lies and stop eating all the tasty stuff because you think It'll make you fat.

Yes, your body started get used to more wholesome foods. This is an INFAMOUS problem for military servicemen and women, who often graduate basic training and then try to go eat McDonald's or their favorite comfort snacks, only to end up with extreme stomach aches and bad gas because the military food put their body into healthy mode, so to speak.

Happened to my friend when he got back from US Marine boot camp. We all went out to celebrate with him and got tons of booze, pizza, donuts, etc. He was messed up all the next day because his body couldn't deal with all the fat and sugar.

But this is a good thing for you, OP. You had one bad diet day, and you're going to remember how bad it made you feel, so you'll be less likely to do it again. I'm pretty much identical to your stats (21, 5'11", 200 pounds as of this morning) and I just kind of "cheated" this morning by snacking on crackers and salsa after I ate a pretty healthy breakfast. Probably didn't add on too many calories, but I feel both guilty for losing control a bit and feel kind of ill because it was a sudden influx of starch which I've been avoiding.

don't know what kind of food they give you in the army there but here is just shitty food with lots of carbs and barely no protein. well, not shitty food but you get my point. that white bread in the morning with butter and then exercise right after it was killing me! and you need to eat it otherwise you would skip 3 hours without eating!
