What's a good cardio plan for me? I'm 5'7 149 lbs and trying to get about 10 lbs off within the month. Right now I run 2 to 4 miles every day and rest on sunday. I do this at 6mph and I don't get winded until I actually stop(generally after 3 miles, then I rest and jog another). I feel I could run 6 miles but I'm not sure if that's pushing it.opinions?
