first off, since you're a fatass, even minor improvements in diet & exercise will get you results in a reasonable amount of time.
second off, don't drastically change your diet or exercise habits right away. if you sit on your ass all day, start by going on a few brisk walks. after you feel comfortable, up it to light jogging for short periods, then longer, then faster jogging, and so on. same with food - don't go from 4500+ calories to >2000 cause you'll quit that diet in less than a week. start by substituting out little things at first (coke for diet, fatty meats for lean meats) and then make bigger changes as you go (diet for water, a few big meals a day to several small ones).
this way, you won't quit right away like every other fatass does cause it's too hard. it's very easy, you just have to adapt first.
