I'm getting fat, /fit/, I mean, I've got a reasonably good sized frame, and I'm *just* in the optimum weight for my height... but I've noticed a bit of belly shake when I walk and some man-boobage... what does I do?

I eat pretty well too, and I'm walking pretty much all day, so how do I lost weight? :(
