How should teenage girls eat? And should I TRY to lose weight, even though I'm 15? I'm 5'5" and weight about 140, that's average and all, but I realllyy don't like my tummy. >>; I just turned 15 in March, so should I just continue to eat regularly, and trust my body to fill itself out? I usually wake up around 10 AM on days that I don't have school, and I always eat breakfast, which is usually just Kashi Heart to Heart cereal, usually without milk. And sometimes a bagel. That usually holds me until about 12:00, and that's when I probably eat the most unhealthy. For dinner, I eat what my mom makes. I try to limit sugar and junk food intake, unless there's a special occassion, then I pretty much pig out. D: But I don't drink soda if anything else is available. I also drink about ten cups of water a day. And I'm not flat chested, so does that mean I wont fill out? ;A; My bra size is about..34 C? ALSO, I try to jump rope 10-30 minutes a day.
There's room for improvement, right? D: How/what should I be eating? And what about exercise? Halp?

Underage b&.
You're 15 and not really overweight. If you don't like your belly, run around outside more or play DDR or something. There's no need for you to start obsessing about diet too much at age 15 unless you're obese. If you're confused about what/how to eat, see a doctor.

try to get 10-20 pushups and 30 crunches in before bed or in the morning and you will thank yourself. otherwise i think you're fine. 140 is a bit high but it depends where its stored. 36c is national avg for women btw.

why don't you join your track team next year?
you can start training now by running outside instead of jump roping (doesn't that hurt?). I was in the same boat as you when I was 15 (except I was 5'3, 135lbs). Go to 7chan, read their /fit/ FAQ, and it will give you simple guidelines.

This isn't so much advice as it is a tip... Worrying about your body is not nearly as stressful as your making it out to be. Don't try to plan things so much: Your young, fit, but too stressed about this issue. Your body is important, but if you are worried about attractiveness, then it should be noted that what draws the eye is looks, but what draws everything else is personality.

tl;dr - You'll be fine, stress is equally as bad for the body. Relax an you'll be fine.
