i started working out 4 or 5 years ago, and i did everything right, eating, rest, did lots of research and read books, protein, compound exercises, various well designed routines, deadlifting, squats, meat, etc..@ 5'9" 160 lbs.. personal best i benched 135 for 8 reps.i realized some people are just weak... me being one of them ;_;
