I was going to help, but not if you want to be combative. Sit around and justify your problems for all I care.

almost exactly like you OP, lost 40ish lbs over 6 months and am pretty dissatisfied at the fact that I still have minor moobs and a gut left, although I can flex my abs and feel RAWK HARD ABS beneath that

i prolly shouldnt of spent 2 months bulking and just cut 6 months :(

now i got at least another 6-8 weeks of hard cutting ahead of me to get from 15% BF to 11-12%

I understand you OP.

I went from 360 down to 305 between April and now. I still look like shit, no matter how much cardio or anything I do. I'm strong as hell, and can run a lot longer and faster than ever before, but I'm not losing anymore weight and I look like shit =(

Arthur boorman is a war veteran that served and was badly injured in the first gulf war, having sugery to repair his legs doctors told him he would never walk again without canes. after balooning to 297 he figured he was either going to die but instead of letting himself die he decided to try and change that and tried YRG yoga and then had a new goal "I will walk again!" he worked and flew past that goal and now lives a happy /fit/ life
