Hey, /fit/.

What do you guys do for food on those days you're either way too tired/busy to cook up something, or you don't have anything in the house to eat (no leftovers, ingredients, etc).

What does /fit/ do for go to foods? Do you keep something easy in the house that's always there? Is there something you can get at a local fast food that does the job?

I go by the local grocery store and buy something wholesome from the deli.

I run to Publix, buy a can of Campbell's Chunky soup (usually Savory Vegetable), and run back home. I usually burn the calories I take in from the soup from running to and from Publix, so it's pretty cool.

I keep a few beers in the house.
No food? drink liquid bread.
And it's really not all that bad for you if you just drink one or two, then go jogging for a few miles.
