How many of you girls/guys have problems with "feeling fat", even if you are at a normal weight and BFP and ate healthy all that day?

You can say whatever in response, I'm just going to vent a little. I'm very successfully losing weight right now and I'm taking pride in sticking to a reduced calorie, healthy diet. Today, for example, I probably ate about 1400 calories (I'm a 5'2" female, it was recommended that I limit my calories to under 1500 per day to lose weight) today, mostly consisting of fruits, vegetables, low calorie soup, grilled chicken and fish, etc. I was making my last meal of the day about an hour ago, a fat free soy burger on a light wheat bun topped with all sorts of fresh vegetables, and during the making of this I ended up snacking on this whole wheat fiber cereal I have laying around...it's lightly sweetened and tastes a little like cinnamon. It was a mere handful of the cereal, probably no more than 40 calories, but I felt like I betrayed my diet by snacking on those prematurely before my dinner was done. Ever since then, I've felt bloated and depressed. Is this a problem for anybody else?

Thanks for listening...or falling asleep halfway through.

Don't be emo.
It's okay to swerve off your calorie plan.

Ho ho, I do this many times every day.

I switch between feeling fat, and feeling great, regardless of what or when I ate (although usually feel fat after eating crap).

It is a problem, I guess, in that it makes you temporarily unhappy. The only thing you need to do is make sure you don't then go nuts on comfort foods to make yourself feel better, or do the "it's too late to stop" and just keep eating.

Yep.
