Hey, /fit/--I'm a male model/actor, but I've had problems for the past year with attempting to cut down my intake to cut away so that my abs are more prominent (They've been overworked to a T---Just a matter of losing that llayer of fat there). And the lovehandles (Always an issue with my family. =/)However, I need to know how to further develop the inner pectorals, or great at-home workouts for the pectorals aswell.I do 75 pushups in two sets 10 minutes from eachother, so 150 within 10 minutes. I do squatz for 8 minutes (Actually did me justice for legs! Thanks /fit/!) And I warm-up and cooldown everyday with 120 sit-ups morning and night. This is just to let you know I'm no stranger to doing general workouts at home.
You're just a stranger to appropriate workouts. To answer your question, though, incline bench press.
>>320698Yup, you're exactly right. However, I've taken a more naturalist resolve to workouts. Like a hunter/gatherer from back when it mattered to be fit to survive. Thanks!
>>320701Even as a naturalist you can get a heavy object to throw around. The predominant suggestion is to get a burlap sack filled with sand to weigh down your body weight exercises.
