Hello there faithful users of /fit/,

Usually, I sleep from 3 AM to around 3-4 PM, but if woke up the light keeps me awake and gives me a headache. I've also had nausea since Saturday evening. No other real symptoms, though. I eat a decent amount, so it couldn't be hunger. A few days ago I woke up with a sore neck and I think it's happened again, but my sleeping positions aren't quite the most neck-friendly.

Help?

Stop sleeping too fucking much.

You only really need about 9 hours max.

Youre sleeping 12 to 13.

In that case, also learn to like the headaches and nausea.

I can fix the nausea and headaches, but I've always slept like this.

Use curtains to block out the light. Your circadian rhythm is causing you to sleep poorly; Once the son comes up, you wake up and feel terrible because you're exhausted. If you're not severely depressed or overweight, you should start getting up at a more decent hour.

Go to sleep at normal times like 11-12 and wake up at around 8-9 it'll do fucking wonders.
