/fit/ I need help. I have really bad posture. It's not like your traditional hunchback bad-posture though, it looks like the one on the left in the pic. Basically, I look fucking retarded, and I need to know how to fix it. People always tell me "put your shoulders back!" or something, but that just makes it look even worse. I've been trying to consciously stick my hips back, but then I feel like I'm going to fall backwards, and when I try to walk I look like I have some sort of muscular disease.

In short, help me fix my shitty posture.

You have a weak back. Back exercises such as deadlifts will help.

Also do some exercises with weights that work your posterior deltoids.
