Ok /fit/ I have a bit of a challenge for you. I am 18 years old, and although not fat I am pretty chubby. I want to gain a body like Edward Norton here (see picture) but all I have are dumbells and not a whole lot else. I can not afford a gym membership or any more equipment, can you help me?

Yeah, those are waaaaaay too light to build any appreciable muscle with. Are you in school; can you get a reduced student rate at a gym?

A gym membership is much, much cheaper than trying to outfit a home gym all at once.

I try to do running but the only good time to do it in my neighbour hood is first thing in the morning and I never have the motivation to do it, I am too tired, anyone got any help on that?

Way too light. You need heavy weights (whatever heavy means to you) to make muscle. Those are girls beginner weights. 15-35 lbs you can do some interesting shit, like bringing a set completely perpendicular to the body 3x12 and maybe holding a 1-2 seconds is hard enough.
