My diet consists of milk bread cheese eggs and other milk products. Is this decent for weight gain? Or is this too much saturated fat?

if you working out i would suggest taking muscle milk. lots of calories and fats in there. and can be used for a protien supplement too. its especially nice for those hard gainers
