I'm 20 years old, 5'8", 190 lbs. I've been doing heavy weight training over the past year or so, so I've built up a pretty good amount of muscle (and constantly growing). Problem is, either my metabolism crapped out on me or my eating habits have grown much worse...about 6 months ago I was around 175 lbs. So, I want to get rid of this excess fat while still maintaining a weight lifting schedule.My questions:1. What is the best exercise routine (coupled with weight training) to lose weight effectively to get my BMI down (keep in mind I suck at running right now, I struggle to run 1 mile straight)2. What would you recommend diet-wise? When I come home from school for the summer it should be much easier to regulate my diet.Thanks for your help...
