Bullshit. You can, you just aren't. Aren't is not can't. Don't eat 3 3 course meals, eat 5 1-2 course meals a day. Eat until you are stuffed, then do it again 2-3 hours later, regardless of whether or not you feel hungry.
Also, since you sound cheap, peanut butter is your friend. Find some high protein whole wheat bread and slather it with NATURAL peanut butter.
