Hey, /fit/. I have been lifting working out for a while now, and I am pretty strong and built muscle wise. However, I still have some flag on my stomach. I know that I need to lower my body fat % to get rid of it, so here is my question: I need suggestions on what I should do to lower my body fat and get rid of the little flab, without loosing any of my muscle. ur going to loss muscle, but by eating right and lefting heavy you will minimize the loss.
