Heaviest weight you've done Anonymous
What's the heaviest weight you've done in comparison to your body weight?

I weigh 130lbs and today I did 580lbs on a leg press. When I do squats I can do about 180.

I weighed 225 when I deadlifted 495.
Same weight for squatting 465.

I really don't see why this matters. Form and intensity are more important that pure weight. But I guess everyone measures their penis...

I recently hit my goal and can squat 500 pounds, and leg press over 1k. My gym sucks, so it just depends on how many plates I can find.

Squat 5x5: 95 kg = 209 lbs
Dead lift 5x5: 125 kg = 276 lbs
Leg press high intensity 10x2: 190 kg = 418 lbs

I weigh(ed, this was all back in high school) about 350lbs, maximum bench press was 210lbs, and maximum leg press was...well, I'm not really sure. We had the max amount of weights on the machine, and two of my classmates layed on top of it. Their combined weight was probably no more than 300 lbs. So I'm willing to guess like 800lbs or so.

I have not leg pressed in a while, probably 1.5-2 years since last and was 700 (or around there) and that was all I could fit onto it.

Bench I did low-mid 200s for a while. Back around 1.5-2 years ago when lifting it was only about 140-170

My triceps I can usually go way beyond any max on a machine

but.....most of this is worthless since I have not worked out much recently

I've leg press OVER 9000.

Kidding. I have done over 800lbs. Forget if I ever made it to 1000.

Today on bench press I did this (includes warm up):
10 x 145
10 x 225
6 x 275
3 x 295
2 x 315

Was feeling good and strong after, but didn't have a spotter so I didn't want to go any further. Current weight is 241lbs
