Sup fit. i cant seem to get that "soreness" in my bicep after an arms workout. i can feel the pump and all. is that enough? the next day my chest/legs whatever work out i do i can feel it. but not bicep. am i doin it wrong? in bfor curlz for the girlz

If you want to 'feel the burn' heres what to do, very very high reps with low weight, like a 10lb. bar, but do it 100-200 times SLOWLY with maybe 1 break. your arms should be sore
