hey /fit/ I'm female, 5'7" and 123 pounds. I'm recovering from anorexia - where as I was 92 pounds. I'm pretty active, and I believe I am an ectomorph - and I can not get toned, period.. and that's the way its always been. My muscles have always been loose and jiggly.. I've done track for years and I have no definition whatsoever in my legs. What can I do?

Lift weights (no you won't get big and bulky before you ask because you are a girl and don't have enough testosterone to grow huge muscles). Lifting weights combined with reduced bodyfat will make you look hotttt, so much better than stick thin bitches with no shape to them.

Exercise is the most important factor for a former anorexic. This will stimulate your hunger, you will eat more naturally.
