Hello /fit/

Your probably sick of threads like the one i have posted but I have looked through the pages here and none really cover my aim.

In the picture you can clearly see that i am overweight...But i wear slightly tight t-shirts which makes my manboobs stick through and it makes me extremely self conscious.

So my aim is to loose weight in order to have the chest like the picture in the bottom left hand corner of the pic i posted.

So my question to you is ... how do i achieve having a flat chest like the one i posted?! and how much should i loose in weight as in the picture the scales show i am a little over 11stone.

I do go to the gym and my normal workout is

30mins on the running machine (10mins running 10 walking 10running again) i normaly loose about 300 calories) then just go on the weight machines but my arm strength is little to none so i cant really lift weights for long.

the main problem i think is my eating habits as im not a particularly social person so i occupy myself by eating junk food, the same problem happens at college as i have alot of breaks throughout the day and there isent really any healthy options (if there is...there normally a meal and i cant afford it) so i just eat snacks like crisps and coke etc.

So you want a flat chest?

You aren't even really overweight, and sorta look like you have a perfect body to start building muscle. Your "manboobs" will become real pecs and you'll only look better

Well im open to anything really just as long as my fat is gone.

i just thought that extreme amounts of effort had to go into getting muscles so thats why i said i wanted a flat stomach.

Well, if I were you I'd get muscle and then "cut" (which is where you lose all the excess fat through a diet while still maintaining your muscle)- but the idea is you need to "bulk" to get the muscle first, then cut.

This is more made for skinny guys, but you can follow the routines and still see results. Theres also sections for fat loss. Also sections about food, dieting for fat loss and etc.

just hit the weights for some weeks and eat protein.

I have started reading pdf there was a useful tip about cardio exercise before eating in the morning makes you loose weight faster which i did not know.

Does anyone have advice on eating?! as i find controlling my urges to eat junkfood is exremely hard.

Whose urges are they? Yours or your body's? Are you stronger in mind than in body? If so then you can control your body. Cupcakes don't just jump in your fucking hand after all. You have to choose to pick one up, choose to stick it in your mouth, choose to chew and choose to swallow. Anywhere along that line you could have stopped, but you chose not to.

Choices man. You have choices, you have the same willpower everyone else was given. Utilize it instead of excusing yourself by saying you lack the willpower or the urges are too strong. Are we mice or are we men?!
