i'm 5"8' 18 years old, i used to weigh 240, got down to 190 simply by starving myself, now i want to change that, i joined wrestling and now i want to eat right and get mussels, at the right is what i have eaten so far....

in the morning (8am) i ate
1/2 of oatmeal (prepared with water not milk)
2 scoops of whey protein

for lunch (11:30 am)
a turkey sandwich,the bread was whole grain. with lettuce, tomato, green peppers pickles , etc
1 8oz carton of milk

Dinner
Salad, with 2 chicken breasts,crutons and zesty italian dressing and another whey protein shake (2 scoops)

For starters I'd stop buying your turkey ham at an electronics store.

and you need more than 3 meals a day

2 in the morning and 2 for dinner

should i put in a fruit for a snack in between meals? apples? bananas? oranges?
