Alright, /fit/

Lately i've been on a real health kick and i've lost a good 25lbs by just changing my diet to more organic and less processed foods alone, however it's come to my attention that there's probably a great deal of nutrients i'm missing and should probably take a multi vitamin. So i did get one and i can't read nor do i understand the vast majority of ingrediants on the damn thing. So /fit/, my question to you is, what multi vitamins are good to use? Also, while on the subject, anyone take omega-3 supplements as well, and which would you recommend?

omega 3 are good for you the fats you do need. better for you heart. the multi vitamin isnt that crucial but you should be taking it. anything over 100% is over kill. if you consume more than that your body will just piss or shit it out. unless you need it.

if you are excercising more than usual you will use more than the regular 100% for average people. but think of the vitamin as an insurance plan for your vitamins and minerals. continue to get the vitamins from foods. the vitamin will be there to pick up the slack of where you missed out.
