Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy makes your muscles bigger but not harder because it's increases the sarcoplasm in your muscles more so than your fibers. One good thing about it when used with the right exercises is that it makes your mitochondria more effective (or makes more of them I don't remember) and thus increases your work capacity. If you do 200 curls then obviously it won't add work capacity that is worth shit but more endurance work falls under this category. Kettlebell snatches are explosive and use the entire body to do so they would be a good because they are increases the work capacity in all the right places while making you bust a lung. If you just want to make muscle then doing a lot of reps won't help as much as a medium amount of med-high intensity ones. Many a faggot has gotten big off of 4 sets for 10 reps. Don't over think it, if you want to get bigger think more about FOOD and CALORIES than anything else. Also if you want the scale to move do squats and train your legs, if you just want an upper body with lighter legs then do unilateral leg work or heavy singles (or deadlifts!). EITHER WAY YOURE FAT AND YOU CANT FIX UGLY. HAHAHAHA, oh man. Awesome. Good luck McUglyFat xD!
