And once I do that, possibly for the first week, then bump it to 8 minutes. Maybe the following week, I can go to 12 minutes. We'll see. But I am going to try my best.
My main problem is that when I don't see instant results, I get depressed (unrealistic, I know) and quit. That's why I'm wondering how long roughly it should take to see results. The other day I got pissed and went for a walk and actually felt better. I walked 1/2 a mile and got back and my legs burned. I was surprised I even got that far before quitting.
Like I said, we'll see how it goes, but it can't help to be informed.
