Hey /fit/fags, I run once every two days (i do strength training on the other day). Right now I run for an hour (65 mins actually), and cover a distance of 9 km. How many km should i be aiming for? Pic irrelevant.
That's like five and a half miles an hour. I walk faster than that. Aim for closer to 15 km.

Aim for speed, not distance
Aim for time, not speed or distance. Sticking at a heart rate between 150-160bpm for 1hr to 1hr30mins is good fat utilisation training and good for weight loss.
Aim for distance, not speed, time, or heart rate.
