i'm a girl with absolutely no waist and a bit of belly fat (not a fat figure, my stomach just has some extra flab.) recently I joined the gym, and I wanted to know if anyone could give me any specific machines or a routine to slim down my mid section!

They are calling you a troll because that sounds like spot reduction. Spot reduction doesn't work.
Decrease body fat %, and increase lean muscle mass. Do this all over your whole body. Eat for nutrition. Get 8 hours of sleep every night. Get 30 minutes cardio ever day. Hug your friends and family.

hit up a treadmill for an hour a day about 4 or 5 times a week, plus use the elliptical for 20/30 mins each time you walk/light jog on the treadmill.

You'll develop legs and an impressive ass, as well as reduce the belly and make it blend in better with your body.
