Yeah. I recommend a high dosage of self-motivation coupled with some stop being lazy. If you want to get in better shape, you can't take shortcuts. You only get out of it what you put in, and you can't buy results.
Don't bother with ephedrine either. It effects everybody differently, and most of those who say it's good are trying to sell you something. If you want to raise your metabolism, do it naturally by going for a run in the morning.
