NO-xplode helped me get past my lifting plateau. I'm pretty sure it was just a placebo though. I stopped using it and can do the same weights, I've tried using it again and didn't notice much benefit.

Is good advice. Sometimes a plateau comes from bad form that snuck in when you bump your weight up too soon.
