I'm no longer sore after a work out. This means my body has adjusted right?

What can I do now? I cant add more weight for most exercises because .. i'm not that much stronger.
Do i do different exercises?

Pic unrelated (gain searched with google images)

Yes it just means your body has adjusted, try doing different execises or do them in a diff order to "shock" your body. IE: if you do bench press, then incline, then dumbell flyes try doing dumbell flyes, bench press , and then incline. thats about all i can tell you ^_^

if you arent sore does that mean you didnt get a major increase? is the converse true, too?

I did squats after 2 months of not squatting and ive been sore for 4 fucking days. sore like ASS

IMO the "shocking your body" is a load of shit.

Your muscles are not smart. They respond to more resistance. They don't care how.

DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) isn't required for strength gain and muscle hypertrophy.

No, it's true. I've hit plateaus even though I train hard and eat, rest and supplement perfectly, and that is because my muscles are doing what they're designed to do - adapt. To induce more growth you introduce a new motion to your muscles to make them adapt again.

You add more weight. You don't need to change exercises.

I can't because my strength had plateaued, which is exactly what's happening to OP too. I could try every session to add 5 pounds to my 1RM and I would only be able to lift it half the time. 10 pounds was out of the question.

the only way I could see 'mixing up excercises' good is that you may do a different range of motion. But still, that is kinda iffy.

muscle confusion (p90x) is the BIGGEST load of shit I have ever heard of
