I took it for like a month or two. Horrible flavor, made me want to vomit after every time I drank it. I felt all hyper after I took it, but the crash sucked. And I've seen results quicker and better with regular Creatine than this stuff.

I wouldn't recommend it, it's over priced and disgusting. Everyone I know pretty much threw it away or gave it away.

take 5g creatine, 400mg caffeine, and 10g sugar


(it says no sugar, but it uses a very similar carbohydrate source, that just technically isn't sugar)

Just because caffeine = diuretic, while creatine is increases water retention, does not mean that caffeine cancels out any of creatines other 20 or so effects.

No... there's studies that shows that high caffeine doses counteract the effectiveness of creatine. It doesn't completely negate it, but it does hurt it to a measureable degree.

you're not reading that conclusion correctly.

in medical studies, "chronic" means long-term (usually > 3 months), as opposed to "acute". it does not mean "all the time" or "sustained", as in constantly popping caffeine pills, which is what you're implying.

if you're consistently taking caffeine pills before a work out for months at a time, that is chronic usage.

read the last part of that conclusion again:

"...chronic caffeine consumption appears to be much more counterproductive than an OCCASIONAL cup of coffee".

an occasional cup of coffee is not chronic use. taking caffeine before is each workout is chronic.

I've tried creatine both with and without caffeine, and it seemed to work faster and more effectively without, but for the most part, it seemed like the only thing that I was missing out on was maximum strength when I was taking it in conjunction with 200-400 mg/day, but the lactic acid processing/anaerobic "endurance" seemed to be the same.
