/fit/, help! I've already eaten ~575 worth of calories today from mixed stuff (grains, nuts, some licorice...), and I'm going out to eat Japanese tonight with some friends who are in town. What's safe to eat that won't destroy my diet?

Eat what you want, just run 3 or 4 miles to burn the calories off. No point in going out and spending a money to eat healthy, IMO. I hate when my mom does that.
