2. Go to this website. Read all the articles. www.craigharper.com.au UNDERSTAND THE ARTICLES AND APPLY THEM TO YOU LIFE.
3. Once your mindset has been changed, begin eating clean and exercising regularly.
4. Establish your fitness baseline. Burn as much fat as you can. Once you're satisfied w/ where your bf% is, start building muscle.
5. Run faster/farther, lift moar (SL 5x5 is a start), eat moar. If you need an explanation on what bulking is, lurk moar.
6. Repeat Step 5 until you get the results you want.
7. Buy ridiculous looking clothes and wear them.
8. Do some really cool shit for like 60 sec ('bout as long as you even see Gogeta in the anime).
