Hey /fit/,

Here is my disgusting, shit body. I have horrendous backne, little pussy bitch tits, and flab instead of abs. I've been doing push-ups and sit-ups for a week or so now everyday, but I realized I don't know fucking anything about being fit or healthy.
Mostly I want to get rid of my man-boobs, and build some mass in my arms. The acne is the last thing I want to take care of, but is still a priority.

You could always keep them like that. You're not horribly disfigured. I have a much worse case than yours. I was fat and obesity makes gyno much worse.

have oatmeal and a bagel for a high carb breakfast, also a potato at dinner.
snacking on fruit is also a good source of simple carbs, as opposed to the complex ones you get from grains.
protein is always best in poultry like chicken and turkey, also yogurt and cottage cheese have some that helps too
also, drink milk and plenty of water

Gynecomastia, if the doctor offers you a lypo just walk away. Many doctors do that, only complete extraction of the gland works (my doctor left some in my right tit even when he sworn after the surgery that he removed all)

Also many people blame plastics and hormones for the increase in gynecomastia cases.
I had mine start to grow when I was 14, but turned psychopath and had to take meds wich made me fat and made the glands grow more. When I lost my weight my tits where still there.
Had my surgery almost 1 year ago (at 22), as I tell you I'll have another one when the tit start to look worse (or turn pink, my nipples turned brown again after the surgery).

Actually I think my right tit looks worse than yours. Are your nipples relaxed in the picture?
Usually when they are hard they don't look that bad, my right tit looks completely normal when hard.

This is all fucking bullshit, you don't have gynecomastia at all OP they are just trying to scare you.
The upper part of your pecs are toned because of the push ups when the lower part are not.
Thus you must target the lower portion of the pecs.
Decline bench press and cable cross rows are solid ways of doing this.

Yeah, my nips are soft in the picture. I always sort of thought I was bigger there than most skinny guys I knew. I've always been pretty thin, but I'm not in the best shape and always just assumed that that was where my fat went instead of like, my gut or something.
