started running distance a few months ago, looking for suggestions on intervals to run to help cut the fat off the abs. I understand the whole "burn more than you consume" mentality of diet, but is there anything you eat regularly with results?

As for the diet, just use the noggun, and count calories. Thats really all there is to it.

I do core workouts, and yes sit ups build abs, but the reason you cant see them is the fat that covers them.

Sit ups develop the ab muscles, but without cutting your fat you wont be able to see them, even if they grow.
