green veggies berries melons citrus fruits other fruit tropical fruit starchy veggies/oats/whole grain white grain sugar high fructose corn syrup
Rated in terms of GI and nutrient density per calorie. The problem with green veggies, like broccoli, is that you've got to eat a whole plate-full to get much out of it, since it has such a low caloric density.
