Do you absolutely NEED to go to a gym if you're a fattie wanting to become fit and ripped?
The cheapest gym around here is like 55 bucks a month, I just can't afford that, I barely get around paying my rent and enery bills each month.
Anyone here who achieved his goal without a gym?

Depending on the level of your fatness you could start out with bodyweight exercises.

For cardio, run or get a bike.

For weights, check out the sandbag and body-weight workout

Get a bike.

You burn fat AND save money in the end.

It's also enjoyable, and there's a purpose, unlike running, which is the lowest form of exercise and results in knee replacements at age 45.

Buy a one of those burlap bags and fill with sand. You can get this done at Home Depot or Lowes. Use hat to do tons of weight exercises. You will be fine without the gym. You will need to run outside if you don't go to the gym.

Ok, with a bike, am I supposed to go really fast to make it worth my while?
How long do I have to bike to burn the same amount as fat as in, say, 30 minutes of jogging?
