As for your workout, I'd say you're doing too many reps. If you like going high, do 8-12, not 10-15 or 15-20. You're not stimulating hypertrophy at that range, you're not 'toning,' you're not building muscle past ~12 reps. You're just getting better at doing more reps. Why do you think doing millions of pushups doesn't build an ecksbawks hyooge chest?
You can build muscle doing what you're doing, but it's like trying to learn how to surf when there's no swell; it'll take a FUCK long time.
As for your never squatting b/c you have lol hyooge legs, realize that squats is literally THE bodybuilding exercise. It induces more and faster muscle growth than any other exercise, throughout the WHOLE body. The growth hormone released by the quads after a heavy day of squats will stimulate far more growth than anything else, not to mention the protein synthesis. The quads are the powerhouses of the body, and squats don't JUST work quads, they're fucking amazing. But if you don't wanna do them, that's on you.
