My brethren, I'm a regular biker. 15-20 miles a day, usually. Unfortunately, the weather has just begun to go to shit for the rest of the winter in my neck of the woods and, since biking will be pretty much impossible for the next 3-4 months, any suggestions on some good, indoor cardio I can replace it with to keep in shape? Preferably something short of buying ridiculous equipment or a gym membership or some shit, but I'm open to ideas. Any help would be much appreciated.
