Super dehyrdate yourself, it's going to be the only way. You have to lose every ounce of water weight you have and then more. Drink plenty of water for the next two days and don't eat too much. Then on the third and fourth day, cut back on the water (none on the 4th day). You'll probably need to go on runs that go a great distance but also are high intensity. This is the only way I can think of. Other than that, it seems impossible.
