Hey /fit/Went jogging today and felt really puffed real quick.What are some high energy foods/dietary optiosn to help me improve my natural stamina for when I next go out?

ignore it and keep running, i get tired after 5 minutes of running, but still carry on to urn for an hour with no real difficulties.

You need to warm up, I always feel a burn right away when I start my 15km cycling, it goes away in about 5min and then I'm going faster and not feeling a thing. Your muscles just aren't properly oxygenated yet.
Eat brown rice/whole wheat pasta about 1-1.5 hours before you go running, and eating some fruit like apples/bananas right before you go running.you'll have shit tons of energy, the pasta will be broken down and the natural sugar in apples is instant
That thing that bees puke that I don't remember what it's called. It's pure sugar, not unhealthy, has already been digested so you get energy right away, never gets bad.
