I have a few questions, really.

First of all, should I be eating as much on my off days as on my lifting days? Also, should i be drinking a protein shake on my off days?

Secondly, Creatine. Is it worth it? How much $ is it and can i get it at a local GNC?

I took creatine in pill form. Saw gains in a week. 50$ should be the price.

Only take creatine for 2 months at a time since it loses its effectiveness over time.

Eat as much as you would everyday, it should be consistent.

5g before workout, 5g afterwards. Take 10g every day.

Load for the first week with 20g a day and drink shitload of water. I dont know if the loading phase works or not, just do it.

O lawd you got gypped hard. Get straight powder, 1kg for $20. They rip you off even worse with the capsules because they aren't always filled correctly.

You'll see results with as little as 2g/day, and the difference between 5g and 20/day is pretty small. Save your money and stick with 5.

YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOAD CREATINE. they say it on the bottle to make you consume more of it.

just take 5g on training days sometime before workout.

Creatine helps maybe 5 - 10% in gains and strength, but its going to be useless if your diet is not in check first.

get your diet in check, set and in the habit before you hit up the creatine. maybe 6 months of lifting as well.

Creatine is okay to use for years at a time without going off it, IF you dont take like 15g a day and do stupid shit like loading phases. just 5g, dont mix it, just a teaspoon, put it in your mouth, wash it down with water. this is the best way to take it.

adding to this post, creatine doesn't lose it effectiveness over time.

get bulk creatine monohydrate. the white fucking powder that looks like cocaine. this is all you need. there is no real proof that all those CEE fancy super duper creatines do anything, GNC fuckers are just trying to sell you stupid shit.

i have been using the same 1kg tub for about 8 months now, its lasting forever.

one teaspoon (3-5g) per day, wash down with water. best, easiest. I have tried many different methods

Take everyday for its muscle retention benefits and to store some creatine, and on training days, 30 minutes before the workout, because then it will be at its highest concentration in your blood.

i know im ranting too, but listen. if you are just using fucking machines and doing bicep curls you are wasting creatine.

Creatine helps best when you are lifting heavy ass weights in the 1-6 rep range. heavy compound movements with barbells. dont be a bitch, work hard

these are nitpicky details, it doesn't really matter.

more people need to just put their man pants on and lift some heavy ass weight and eat big

I think the poster that said this got it confused with its maximum growth cutoff point, i.e. you'll volumize some muscle and increase strength for a couple weeks, but around 10-20 lbs later, you'll reach its maximum effectiveness and kinda linger there as long as you're taking it.
