Nice attempt trying to put words in my mouth. I do not value myself exclusively based on how lean or muscular I am. It's just part of my value, how overcoming this problem of mine has truly added character in and of itself. Having a great body is just a really nice added bonus. The best thing about losing the weight, more than simply getting fat off, is knowing that I've learned the self-control and discipline to allow me to expand my success to other areas in my life. All of you guys who have done it out there know exactly what I'm talking about.
I do, however, know that I have accomplished something great. And other people have accomplished it as well. A lot of other people. :) They're special, because they won where the majority lost.
Most people just stay fat and make excuses about it. This is why it's something worth pointing out. Of course, naturally, people who have not accomplished this or have similar accomplishments are going to get angry and rail against it because it's easier and more convenient than going out and accomplishing it themselves.
So do I have a superiority complex? It isn't a 'complex'; I *know* I'm superior to fat people, because I have evidence that I can control myself and they cannot. This is why people instinctively treat fat people as inferiors; because whether they consciously know it or not, their corpulence is evidence of their inability to delay gratification.
Also, if you want to talk about extremely transparent complexes, your jealousy might be a great place to start.
