What are some simple exercises I can do in my home (I am a fat bastard who doesn't want to be seen in public) without any added equipment (I am also poor.
)
So far I got: Situps, Pushups, and Jumping Jacks

pic unrelated but hot

Various stretches, actually

I used to stretch out completely every morning when I woke up, I felt better the whole day. It's not the going to replace workouts for a specific thing (strength training, cardio, etc), but it seems to help a little with everything overall and might be more of a workout than you'd think.

In my case, I got lazy and didn't want to spend the time even just doing that... Maybe I should though

What kind of stretching? I want to see if doing some of the stuff you've done good for me to wake up better and sleep better also..

Maybe it could work?

go out nigra! no one thinks less of you for trying to burn off your fat. I always respect a fat person running or even power walking because they are making the effort to get out of the state that theyre in. the majority of people won't care anyway. just another jogger.

I'm not a good source, and I don't know any, sorry

I just went with what felt right given what little I knew from when I did karate and kind of made up my own, trying to hit everything from every angle I could. I probably missed some things and could have done others better

This is true. Whenever I'm out jogging and I see a fat person putting in the effort as well, I can't help but respect that.

Pilates is really underrated, so go for it despite it being girly. The balls are usually pretty cheap, too.

To lose weight you will eventualy need to get the fuck out of your house, even a treadmill isnt as good as hitting the pavement and taking hills.

To gain muscle you can do body weight exercises like people previously mentioned, but to gain REAL muscle youll need to get out of your house, again, and iether get some weights or go to a gym.

Running is hard on the knees, especially if you are fat. Knees are one of the harder things for you to recuperate from having damaged. Be nice to them if you can

you need to lift actual heavy weights to gain strength. there's free or used weights, maybe, abandoned. bricks. cinderblocks. "plates" with cement with a thin cheap plastic casing. you don't need 1$/lb weights.

squats, monkeyfuckers, toe-raises, lunges...do not neglect your lower body!

thanks dude, been searching this for a while. Stretching out in the morning helps a lot, I agree. But try to warm up before doing any strong work out or you'll end screwed up, you know what i mean.
