These are the drills I use when I do heavy bag work. They are pretty standard mitt drills and I usually just go through them 1-14 then odd numbers then even numbers. If my arms aren't sacks of sand yet I do the fibonacci numbers (1,1,2,3,5,8).
Definitely use bag gloves. The "no gloves" fags have clearly never spent a half hour wailing on a heavy bag.
