yeah, or you could just drink milk before and after training.
i personally dont give a damn shit about proteinshakes, since i started looking a lot more into my diet ive grown a lot more.
Fact is i didnt grow a lot when i ate shitty shakes.
Then i started eating a lot of healthy foods and ive grown a lot more.
I can tell cause ive seen it over 3 years. So if you havent gotten 100% control over your caloric intake, dont use shitty supplements, wont help you alot, and would be wasting your money.
protein powder is a lot more expensive pr calorie and often also pr gram protein than milk, eggs, meat and so on.
