Chills StairMaster
Anyone ever get the chills on an otherwise *very* hot day during an intense workout? I was doing HIIT stair routines + pushups, and by the last set, even though I was in the sun, I felt cold...literally chills... running down my back.

Maybe it was just evaporation/convection from my sweat, but I seriously felt cold. Is it a sign of dehydration? Freaky stuff

Sounds like dehydration or heat exhaustion (yes you can get it without being in the sun).

Your CNS was going haywire, it was probably heat exhaustion getting close to heat stroke. Be careful with that shit

yeah it probably was heat exhaustion. It was like 88 out there with the sun shining off all the reflective metal bleachers....

maybe I should do this sort of workout in the morning-- the air quality would be less crappy as well.
