30 minutes treadmill = more calories burned than 30 minutes on elliptical. BUT, will you actually do the treadmill for 30 minutes or more, 5 times a week? I won't.
I lift weights or do a body workout routine (pullups, pushups, crunches, etc) and then do the elliptical for 28 minutes.
