Doing different exercises, targets a bigger range of muscles. Stronger muscles all around the area > You can get the muscle group you are targeting the most stronger as well.
Was stupid, benched, but pretty much ignored my back. Stoped getting any results.
Friend called me an idiot, added a few back exercises = Destroyed my "seemed to be plateau" on bench press and added additional 40lbs to it.
