I'm not exactly on a diet, but I've changed my eating habits to at least avoid fast food and soft drinks, stuff like that. I don't really have the time to eat very healthy, but this is what I've had today, and is fairly typical.

Breakfast:
2 bowls of Raisin Bran w/ skim milk

Snack:
2 bars of those Nature Valley grain bar things

Lunch: Ham sandwich on wheat w/ one slice of cheddar

Snack: One packet of oatmeal (instant, yeah, I know)

For dinner I'll probably have another ham sandwich, an apple, and steam some broccoli.

Ah, forgot scar - had excess skin removed. I used to weigh 290 pounds. (No I did not have lipo)

No, it would not have. If you're going to be posting on /fit/ and you aren't a troll, learn about something like that before talking about it. Telling someone to try and work out or diet or just wait for something like that to work itself out is not good for the recipient.

A 115 pound weight loss? OP looks to be at least in his 20s, if not older. If you think that will tighten on its own, you are living in fantasy land.
