HALP!

I broke my leg back in February.. like..really bad.. like in 3 places plus dislocation of the ankle, and now have lots of metal bits holding everything together. Now right before I broke the leg I lost like.. 60lbs. Now I've gained 10 back, and when I try to excersize the pain in my leg incapacitates me. D: what do I do? I don't wanna be a whale agains.

One way is to find your BMR (http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/) which calculates how many calories you burn just staying in bed all day. Then just don't eat more than that.

You can still do chest, arms, abs. Just lift for those areas and DO NOT lift heavy on that leg anytime soon. Cardio will be tricky, but maybe you could do rows with only 1 leg? It would look funny, but it could work..

OP here. I'm not worried about gaining weight I guessso much as losing muscle mass to flab. I want my unbroken leg not to be so Adonis like.. especially compared to my sickly scarred up leg.
