Hey there /fit/, I failed hard today and ended up binging on fudge and buttered popcorn. What's the best thing I can do to counter this, aside from ipecac or suicide?

Probably won't work as well on a stationary bike, but I'll give it a shot anyway. Anything not to wake up and feel like I've gained five fucking pounds of fat on my face.

a couple months before this last summer i kinda went cold turkey
very strict diet

then i started binging on weekends
then i left the country for summer
and i binged at least 3 times a week

before summer i weighed 132ish from dieting and exercise

i now weigh 150
granted i probably lost alot of muscle before while dieting
and i gained alot of it back

and it took me the whole summer and at least a couple months after that to quit binging.

eat what you want but with moderation, and take your time, so you get the full experience from your food.

if your not pig fat then don't stress so much.
cut out major bad foods
avoid HFCS and hydrogenated oils/fast food.
try to eat less simple starchy foods, more whole grain.
eat smart, exercise regularly, spoil yourself every once in a while.

I avoid pretty much everything you mention since I'm allergic to cow dairy and wheat. I'm not super fat(5'5", ~148 up from 135 last summer), I was just panicking because I was binging on shit I'm allergic to, which fucks with my digestion and puts weight on me really quickly.

Lulz for similar weights though. I was in the hospital a couple of years ago and got down to 132, mostly from a combination of not being able to stomach their shitty food and muscle loss. I kept it off until winter, got up to like 145 before I started losing again, then slowly went from 135 in the fall to where I am now.
