So.. squats.

The only squat I've heard of is the one with a barbell, but I keep hearing you guys talk about squats all de tyem.

Is the exercise performed just like barbell squats or is there anything in particular i should keep in mind?

Eeesh. Do squats, with a barbell, with good form and you will get very strong.

The form is crucial. Overlook any one of the many key elements that make a safe squat safe and you could well end up with a herniated disc and a severe case of "never able to work out or bend over again"
