I knew the jump from 2 to 3 wasn't healthy. I didn't care, I was just freaked out that I'd become flabby and wanted to lose as fast as possible. Lost 47 lbs in 180 days, or average 3.8 lbs a day. I sorta went crazy during that time.

At pic 4 I started coming here and decided to try working out.

I just started adding pullups to my workout. At first my measly arms could only manage 3 reps (no cheating). Now after 5 days I can do 5x3 pullups.

Right now my biggest battle is eating right. I've never ate right or ate enough. I only got fat in pic 2 because once I was old enough to drink legally I drank all the time.

I'm hopeful that if I continue to eat right and workout every day I'll keep making slow but steady progress. Thats enough for me.

I'd figure out what yours goals are exactly and re-evaluate your entire fitness routine. Looks like you have potential to turn your body into something (in other words...you're not starting out supre fat), so if you want to be OMG BUFF, you'll need a lot of work to get there.

As you are now, you could probably be the bass player in an emo band and gets lots of play.

Eat a sammich dammit ! all the workout in the world won't give you any muscle if you don't eat enough, muscles have to be made from something. Also BMI is shit because muscle is far denser than fat : a well muscled and cut guy will have a apparently horrible BMI because of that.
What you should have done is to start doing heavy workout from 2. and turn your fat into muscle not starve yourself. Trying to gain muscle while staying as cut as you are will not work.

Yea, for me eating is by far the hardest part. But something that's really helped getting my apetite going has been huge servings, for instance, large portions of oatmeal porridge on the morning (quick to make, easy to eat). Beans aren't bad either, once your stomach has gotten larger that makes eating alot faster and easier and eventually you'll make a habit out of it. I drink alot of water aswell, I empty a 1,5l bottle of it per day.

Things that are fast and easy to eat (for me at least).

- Ravioli and various canned foods
- Eggs
- Tuna salad (for snacks)
- Protein shakes (the powder ones)
- Bananas (complementary snack)
- Cold cooked potatoes
- Any kind of meat, like chicken etc
