I want to reinvent my body so it'll be suitable for Crossdressing. Pic related, inb4 furfag.

Currently:
5'6", ~180lbs, 32 W/30 L, 40-42 Chest/Coat (I used to work at S&K Menswear, so I know my own measurements pretty well).

What does /fit/ suggest to give me a more feminine look?

Also for OP do squats and lose some weight. Actually first cut, then start doing some squats NO UPPER BODY WORK AT ALL. Squat so that you have a nice ass and thighs, also take some estrogen pills and you should be good.

Your obliques have the lowest potential for hypertrophy in your entire body, so basically even if you work them, they wont really get much bigger then they already are.

OP here.

cut back a lot on my diet (it's down to about my pre-college level calorie intake for b-fast and dinner, though now I'm skipping lunch) and started doing the crunches when I have free time. Any other exercise suggestions to generally speed things up or help getting the desired body shape?

Little side note: my mom is actually a personal trainer, so I do know a bit about diet and nutrition (OATS) and some basic workouts (SQUATZ). But she's already got the notion of me being huge, so asking about exercises where I don't increase mass, would seem weird and counter-productive to her

Anyway, I haven't been eating lunch since I started school. I generally had such a big, late breakfast that I wouldn't be hungry for most of the day.

No, skipping meals is a bad thing, should be eating like 4-5 plus in a day, speeds up your metabolism.

Plus, I'm sure your mom spends all day telling people how to do curls, like every other personal trainer.

Ahh, yeah, now I remember. It's hard for me to eat that often though. I'm low on money and my school meal plan only allows for 15 meals a week. I'll try to give it a shot though.

And I suppose you are right about what my mom did, heh. She's no longer in personal training, though. Most of her clients for a while couldn't even physically do a curl. One woman, he exercise was to walk to her mailbox and back, and she couldn't even do that :/
