If you're the OP that isn't what you described. Anyway, stress balls should help, and starting very slow, like with full half-gallon milk jugs. There's a possibility that your form is messed up too, because most of your stabilizers should be in your wrist and forearms, which is why it's important not to blow them out.

haha..well get yourself some HeavyGrips..google them..start with the 100's. Also,buy some vintage york blobs,they work wonders with the grip str,i can currently deadlift one 50lb york with each hand.

Use them whenever you feel like it. Open jars, fingertip pushups, pressing a bathroom scale, whatever.

Or instead of buying a gripper, squeeze your forearm - same thing.

Waste of 4 bucks. You won't gain ANY hand str with those..they have less than 50lbs of resistance,even my little sister could close one of those. Heavygrips are available at their website & Ebay..they work great..a strong grip always comes in handy..especially for weightlifing..

Doing too many reps won't do you good either. You are trying to gain str not endurance or something. Get a decent 100 lb gripper do a set or 2 with few reps,do this every other day..expect improved hand str.
