Ok /fit/, help me lose weight.

I'm 175, burn 700 cal on elliptical and spend time on the punching bag all while in a sweatshirt and sweatpants. On top of that I have a short, full body lifting routine.

Never drink sodas nor eat fast food. Only drink juice in the morning, usually water the rest of the day. I start the day off with cereal, and enjoy pastas, rice, omelette's, steaks, etc.

What else can I do, or eat, or avoid eating, or whatever.

Your body DOES burn more calories keeping you warm than cool. In fact, your body burns far, FAR less calories when you're overheated than when you're just resting at a comfortable temperature. Lern2thermodynamics, faggots.

my only suggestion is to go out and run, i mean its nice outside this time of year, do the indoor stuff if its snowing, though me personally i love running in the cold and snow.

add more veggies (broccoli and cabbage) to your diet, take out the juice and drink milk or eat a whole fruit or make urself a smoothie with whole fruits. what other meats are you eating besides steak? you should eat fish.

also scientifically there is no such thing as cold. There is only heat, and lack of heat. Lots of things generate a heat source, everything living does I think. The process which air-conditioners work with is they displace heated air from one area to another. refrigerators put the heat behind them, using a highly conductive liquid in its tubing. there is no such thing as a freeze gun.

You will lose weight if you burn off more calories than you eat daily. So reduce the amount of food you eat (or more specifically, high calory foods such as carbohydrates and fats, without completely removing them) or increase the intensityand or quantity of the exercise you do.
