Chromium Picolinate and Anal Leakage Anonymous
For the last few days I have been taking Cromium Picolinate to help my metabolism as suggested by a friend.

One of the side effects have been very loose stool and what I would call something short of anal leakage as described by a friend who worked with P&G back when olestra was all the rage. It isn't to the point where it is causing problems but I am concerned.

Thoughts?

One function of food is to store/trap water in order to keep you hydrated. Loose stool sounds like it's more moist than regular stool, so this stuff must be releasing more water along with digested shit. Sounds like it's working fine to me.

It's not your supplements fault. Chances are if you're a fucking idiot that has to rely on supplements in the first place then you aren't eating properly.

Change your fucking diet and stop taking supplements.

nope, Part of a simple diet and regular, steadily increasing exercise... I have also lost 20 pounds in about 4 weeks which sounds like a lot but I am assuming water weight is involved.

I feel perfectly fine, but Im shitting water from time to time.

Then go to a fucking doctor. It's not the supplements.

This is normal for rapid weight loss. I took down 20 lb in 3 weeks before (inb4 unhealthy etc), 10 of which was water weight, and boy did I ever shit water.
