Red spots of doom Anonymous
Aaaah! Can anyone help me, /fit/? I took a week off training because I hurt my kneecap really badly last week. I completely kept off any sort of strenuous activity, but today I was feeling much better, and so energetic and stir crazy I had to do some strength and aerobic or I was just gonna go crazy. So I did about a few sets of crunches, squatz and then tried to go for a quick and painful run. But then after that sorry excuse for a workout, I looked, and my chest was covered in these horrible red under-the-skin blotches, that look like burst blood vessels. Granted, I'm kind of outta shape, plus I'm taking anti-inflammatories, but the doctor didn't mention anything like this...

Has this happened to anyone else before? Or should... should I start folding some paper cranes?

I remember taht when I worked out intensely I would sometimes hit barbells or w/e too hard on the chest or any other part which made it look sorta like that.
