Hey there /fit/, I'm going to the chemist now, to buy me some suppliments. They only stock Maximuscle, and I was wondering which producs I should buy. I've narrowed it down to these two products.

Promax = Just whey protein.

Cyclone = "All In One" Formula. Contains creatine, glutamine, and a bunch of other apparently beneficial stuff. (My only doubt about this was, although it contains creatine, I won't be able to go through a loading phase like I should, since it's mixed with the other stuff)

Bear in mind I my goal isn't to be hueg, it's to look like one of those Calvin Klein models or something if that makes any difference.

Get your supplements separate from each other. It can't be that hard to just mix the creatine in when you want it or skip it when you don't. Mixes usually cost more and have a ton of other random bullshit you don't need, too.

Cheers, I was leaning toward plain old whey too. I doubt I really need the creatine etc. If I do I'll probably buy it at a later date. I'm leaving for the store in around 10 mins if any has any input before then?
