Any advice on how to break away from this shit, and maybe some better alternatives? Its been 3 days and I'm already fatigued.

Stop drinking it for a day, go through three days of withdrawal, and you're fine and dandy.

Just keep not drinking it, chug water, go workout and shit, and you'll be weaned rather easily.

I have to stop caffeine because of my heart condition, I can't do high cardio while using caffeine, I get stabbing chest pains.

essential to help mitigate any withdrawal feelings. go for a run if you start to feel tired. listen to some pump-up music or watch a scary movie, try to get the adrenalin flowing a bit if you need a quick boost of energy.

oh, and be VERY careful if you start taking any sort of over-the-counter pain medicine for any reason. many of them use caffeine, sometimes in fairly large amounts.
