Food has much to do with weight and body composition. What's the 2 best and worst edible items in your kitchen right now? I recently found out high fructose corn syrup is probably one of the worst things you can ever put in your body. Been adding spinach to every meal. Ate ramen noodles last night, which i can't even consider to be food anymore...

Real ramen is ok, but yeah, glorified microwave noodles are not. My best thing is well... vegetables and meat, and my worst, a huuuge fucking black forest cake and some pot-noodles

cook yourself, buy natural ingredients like oats, nuts, seeds, natural uncut rice, Whole grain pasta etc etc.

I knew hfcs was bad, but not as bad as i've learned recently. And i have to contend that food does belong here. Not trying to be a dbag, but closely monitoring and improving the food i eat has had much to do with my progress.

Food belongs here if it's being discussed in regards to health. Which used to happen in /ck/ but I think this board is better suited to such things now.

2 best items: grass-fed beef liver, blueberries
2 worst items: maruchan ramen, butter cookies
