Alright /fit/ I have a question. I do a MWF routine, with only cardio on Tuesday and Thursday. The problem is that my job gets in the way of my routine some times, because I work for a moving company and have to move furniture for up to 12 hours straight. Can this replace my routine on the days when I work, or should I still go the gym?

just do whatever it takes and stop looking for excuses to skip your workout. but just a general guideline finish whatever your routine is 2.5 hours before bed regardless of how far you got in the exercises. This is so you can eat and not have to worry too much about gaining fat (because you need post-workout carbs). It's not the most ideal situation but you will still progress.
