/fit/ i need adviceim 5'10" 162lbsI think im fine in weight/height ratioi was think about losing 10lbs in fat and gaining about 15lbs in muscle.how long does /fit/ think i could lose the 10lbs of fat and gain the 15lbs of muscle if i workout (Lift weight) everyday for about 30min a day and go on a diet. Not a crash diet, but just not eating as many junk foods/fat food, and more of protein foods like eggs and meat.
