Seeing as this has to do with hair health, I figured I'd ask here first.

I'm a 22 year old male who, up until about a year ago, had a head of thick full perfect chocolate brown hair.
That is, until I started to see grey hairs in the bunch.

At first I picked the few strands out, but now they've multiplied. I fear being totally grey by age 30.

My question is this, is there any methods or product (other than dye, of course) that will help slow the greying process.

Pic related, it's my hair in happier times.

lol omg your haircut...

sorry anyway..that kinda looks like my high school..nah probably not...

anyway...there's not really a whole lot you can do to stop from graying. I'm 18 and I get gray hairs every once in a while...and I'm a girl. I think it has a lot to do with genetics, like my mom went totally gray by the time she was 25 I think? My brother has "pepper" hair and he's 23.

Don't really know what to tell you. Hope you figure it out though

Yeah... I think my mom said she was grey by age 25 or so.

And that is Saugus High School in Saugus Cali.

Same state. Not same place, though. Looks very very similar, though.

Question: Are you stressed constantly? What % of your time would you consider yourself stressed?

It's really your face that's getting to me.

I'd say maybe 40% of the time or so? I work retail so that's where a majority of the stress comes in.

In what way?

Every way. Especially your mouth, nose, and chin.

Yeah, I'll see what I can do. With the holiday shopping season coming up it'll be better if I can keep calm.

Protip: Don't come into my thread then.

If there's gonna be unavoidable holiday season stress, then try to offset it with as much sleep as possible. No nights with only 4 hours of sleep. That's what I'd try.
