2 hour sleep, 5am run. Work 10:30am.

Been putting off this run all of yesterday to deal with relationship. Gonna do another run at night with a pal. Should I run or should I put it off? If I keep putting this shit off, nothing is gonna change. I always tell myself that nothing is gonna change unless I keep at it every day, but at the end of the day I'm too unmotivated. HELP!

Couch to 5k is a 9 week plan so download the podcasts for w/e week you're on, I heard it is very good. Haven't tried it yet though.
If you don't have an iPod, you can click on "MP3 Podcasts" and download mp3s instead. It's supposed to be very effective.
