Not eating can lead to all kinds of problems (aka Manorexia if you are male). Yes, you need to work hard. If you keep up with this, the weight loss will slow down eventually and you will be left with a thin form of yourself, but minus the muscle (aka skinnyfat). This is EXTREMELY dangerous and unhealthy. We are not meant to go for long periods of time without food if we can help it, and in the world we live in now, we CAN help it. Don't be stupid. Just do it the right way.
