Dear /fit/izens,

Yesterday I had an advanced personal fitness assessment. Since I started exercising I've lost close to 50 pounds (from 230 to 180) and had decent muscle gains.

What the assessment revealed was that both my BMI and Total Body Fat are just over the normal limit.

BMI: 25.22
Body Fat %: 20.1

Their recommendations was a loss of 10-15 pounds over 6 weeks. The problem is I've hit a brick wall in terms of weight loss and plateaued. Any suggestions to get off this last 10-15 pounds (and no Squatz, won't help)

Cut 300-500 calories out of each day, up the intensity of your workouts some.

The suggestion was 3 meals a day with 2 snacks, Should I divided 2000 by 5 or just equal it out?
