i need to lose weight in three weeks and kick the tummy because im meeting the damn gf then.
i dont eat much, but hell, i used to have breakfasts at mcdonalds. just not anymore. i cant even remember the last time i ate; sugar, bread, salt, fries, any form of trans fat at all. all i eat is fruits, cucumbers, soup, nuts, chicken, more soup and drink gallons of water and green tea. yes, in a few months i'll look crazy good but i unfortunately dont have that much time
i was thinking i'd cut anything that is hard and only consume fluids. chop veggies into pieces and drink the juice. Good?
