And now here we are...
I haven't really had time to work out. I'm a little disappointed and I want to. Right now, I probably could but my body just tells me to rest. I think I need to get used to this schedule first. I was going to my sister's gym this weekend to try it out. I've never worked out at a gym before. Should I wait until my schedule is a little easier on me?
I feel like I may be a little stressed...I've never really been stressed before and I try not to show that I am having problems or anything.
If you /fit/ thinks I should go to the gym, how should I go about trying it out? I get a 7 day free membership and if I do want to go, there is a 200 dollar start up fee and my sister said I can get added onto her plan for 15-20 dollars a month.
