I'm 20, 6'4, and ~230 pounds. I'm not the most toned person, but I'm not really fat either.Now, I'm just looking to get a little toned at most. I'm not expecting to look like a bodybuilder or anything, I just want to get in shape.My question is, are there supplements and such I can take to speed up the process? I'm not expecting to see overnight results, I have patience. But, I do want to make sure I'm getting the most of my workouts.Also, any tips for working out? I've got access to an amazing gym, but I don't really know what I should be doing in it. I've been sticking to running and using a machine that makes me push with my arms.
