if you want to tone up some simple exercise to do are 1) barbell curls- biceps 2) dumbell curls - biceps 3) overhead tricep extensions (use 1 dumbell) - triceps 4) tricep kick backs - triceps 5) barbell bench press- pectorals ( not really to great for girls to do because it makes ur boobs really muscular) 6) crunches, leglifts, dead man holds, russian twists, elbows and toes, bicycles, scissor kicks, ABC's, over and unders, weighted sit ups - abs 7) backsquat - thighs 8) hack squat- for legs 9) leg press - legs (more for men though, develops the "swoop" in your thighs, requires a machine) 10) leg extensions- calves (need machine) 11) leg curls- calves (reguires machine) 12) toe raisers- calves (you can do these on any staircase.
