It actually isn't that bad, there hasn't been enough time with it out to definitely say it doesn't work. By itself you will not loose weight, however it is hell of a lot better then doing nothing, and is entertaining. I have tried one once and after about 30 minutes I was sweating and didn't even realize it. The balance games make you use muscles that are not regularly used unless you do yoga or other excersizes like that. The only problem I have with is that it made my feet hurt like hell because you are supposed to do it without shoes and I swear the thing is as hard as concrete.
