Hello /fit/

How in the world do you get rid of that fat on the waist? I lost a lot of weight (from 220 to 190lb), but those nasty fuckers still remain.

Is there any special rutine, exercise and/or diet that I need to be following?

tl;dr fatass wants to get rid of michelin-man look

Think about weight as a massive onion. Every pound you loose is like a thin layer taken off your entire body. The areas with the most weight have the most layers, therefore your most unflattering areas will take the longest to tone up.

Yes it's natures cruel joke. Just like how women loose fat off their breasts the easiest, and men have the hardest time shedding tits.

Cardio (Running/jogging/kickboxing) is the best way to lose fat ANYWHERE on your body with a balanced diet.I think it would be wise to do some ab exercises along with a cardio routine so you actually develope muscle while you lose fat.
