People say making the "Core" superstrong can make any exercise/sport/training session into a walk in the park. Is this true? If so what is the best way to make my "Core" superstrong!!!.

leg raises
i do this other one where your on your hand and knees and you lift one leg slowly .

mm but you strengthen your core in anything than engages your abs . from squats, clean and press almost any free weight exercises.
if you have a weak core you'll find it harder to lift heavy for anything upper body when sitting or standing
