Hey /fit/. I have a couple of questions for you. I'm underageb&d, ~5'5", and 130-135 lb. If I run HIIT [10 min jog, 5 min 30/30 sec sprint/jog, 5 min walk] for 5 days a week, would it be possible for me to lose 10 lb at the end of April?

Also, isn't the velocity diet dangerous. I've read that the max someone should should lose per week is 2-3 lb. So, isn't losing the amount through the velocity diet dangerous?

Forgot to give diet regimen :

Breakfast
Skim Milk + Bagel(Cream Cheese)/Cereal
[100-300 cal.]
Lunch
Sandwich + Water
[~250 cal]
Dinner
Rice
[~300 cal]
Overall ~1000 cal
(Also taking vitamin supplements just in case, Costco brands)

I'm trying to lose weight in order to lose the extra baggage. Because of this, hopefully, by the end of April I'll have lost the extra baggage, if not, hopefully by end of May. I'll post pictures every week, one picture for each day (only front and side) and bump this topic rightfully so.

There's nothing as losing too much FAT over a period of time, however on most diets that have vdiet numbers, people are losing alot of muscle too, because you'll be looking at all that protein, this wont be as much of an issue.

I thought that adding fruits and vegetables into the diet didn't matter, because they're obviously staples. If I did add them, I would eat 2 fruits between every meal, and ~5 vegetables every dinner.

Allergic to eggs. Usually cook chickens with rice in this weird steam cooker. Cereal : whole grain, e.g. Special K, Kix, Cheerios. Bagel : white (Costco brand). Sandwich : varies, typically peanut butter and jelly, maybe chicken with lettuce and tomatoes on white bread.

Incorrect, calorieman. For a male, the absolute minimum caloric intake is 1800. Women, 1200.

Not a big difference from 2000, perhaps, but it does add up if you're really serious about losing quickly.

Only trying to answer OP's question. Chances are he won't be physically able to stick to the minimum and follow his workout plan, but I've seen people try to go lower because of some shitty advice so I felt the absolute minimum was a good thing for OP to know.
