My stomach is bloated constantly, and I have lost 80 pounds but not that much from my stomach, why? I have about 20 more pounds to go, but I am wondering why my belly is still not flat, also these last 20 pounds are extremely hard, the original 10 were the easiest. If you can give me any tips that would be awesome.

Curl ups with an exercise ball (sitting), and pushups.

I was running with 2 kettlebells today, after a bit I just threw up most of the protein shake I took it tasted sour and acidic coming out of my mouth. I am not certain but I believe this is because I took 2 protein shakes today and the second was 2 scoops instead of the recommended 1 (the shake is Body Fortress Whey).

I'd guess a lot of your "belly" is excess skin. Exercise helps, but it's mostly a time game.

Depending on the time frame over which you lost your 80lbs (good job, btw), you may be left with a package of skin for a while. Too much too quick doesn't give your body time to adjust.

Thanks for the reply. My belly skin has stretch marks in some areas (from gaining height and gaining weight back when I was fatass) but they are slowly becoming less visible.

there is resarch about it. i forgot the name of the experiment. google CLA reserach ir something, anyway a group of people took CLA everyday without changing diet or exercise, and they all saw a reduction in calorie intake and belly fat decrease as well as all around.
