I'm a generally fit guy. I've got some muscles, a four-pack in progress, and almost an overall nice build.

My problem is thigh fat. I have huge flabby inner thighs that I really want to get rid of. What can I do to burn this fat off?

Cycling or swimming. I think cycling would be much easier.

If you could, I'd suggest talking to your doctor about it, unless you think you'd get the clear to do cycling anyways. Just as a precautionary..

I have scoliosis. I do squats. You just have to work on your form longer than most people and make sure its perfect. Start real light. If your scoliosis is so bad you can't stand up straight, you should see a physical therapist to get your back stronger.
