Hey /fit/, I'm 19 weighing 13.5 stone and about to start running 3 times a week and I've got a set of free weights. Am I set up to lose a little weight and tone up a bit?

losing weight is all about diet. you can sit around all diet and still lose weight. toning with dumbbells is kind of hard. make sure you have enough weights to add on. get a gym membership
