I'm going to change the Stronglifts 5x5 routine a bit. Rather than doing 3x squats every week, instead, I'll be alternating between deadlifts and squats.

So, for example:

Week 1: 3x Squats

Week 2: 3x Deadlifts

Week 3: 3x Squats

What do you think?

I've read the deadlift works a greater number of muscles and joints, though, as great as squats may be.

Squats use a your entire body to stabilize the weight. Deadlifts are great bu they don't use as many stabilizer muscles.
