/fit/i have a problem. every time i try to exercise i feel like im going to pass out. i used to do tae kwon do (made it to blue belt) but i had to quit because it became a real problem. my doctor suggested water but that didnt help. what the hell is wrong with me?
Easy. Not enough HIIT.
we did warm ups and cool downs with light and intense workouts in between though. unless this HIIT thing is something different.
