Ok /Fit/ is there any one food I can eat to get everything I need for the day, and at the same time have it be diet friendly, basically I don't have time to put together meals, I've been eating diet friendly frozen dinners but they don't seem to be cutting it, is there a good alternative to this?

This won't work indefinitely nutritionally, but it should work alright for a decent amount of time. Scale these ratios to get however much you want.

1 scoop whey protein
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup 2% milk

Add ice, and some kind calorie-free sweetener if you're a wimp.
