Hear it works, but the thing is even minor changes will give you similar results.
You should never do the same routine for more than like 6 weeks or something, I say. I think that's what the guide I'm following says too, which is why I say it. It even has you change your tempo, like 3 beat going up, no pause at top, 1 beat going down.. then changing it to 2 up, one beat pause, 1 down or something.
