No...you really can't. O.K. that was a lie. But fuck man go get some fresh air you dirty fucking hippie. Tabata intervals can be used for anything. I would suggest burpees, squat thrusts, snatches, something that involves the whole body that you can do a lot of reps with (don't fucking bench or some faggot shit). Running will be the best thing, on the road, outside (its ok I dont like running outside either).
