Hey /fit/, A few questions that I've been wondering about.

How healthy/unhealthy is milk? skim.

After working out (in my case generally running) is it better to eat a small meal about an hour after, and then another small meal slightly later, or one fairly large meal in one serving?

If one was to walk 2 hours a day, would that be equal calorie burning when compared to an hour of jogging?

When building muscle to lose weight which muscles are most benefitial to build?

And how many days of less than healthy calorie intake does it take to fuck up your metabolism and put your body in starvation mode.. IE.. if Im sick for 3-4 days and go off eating, will I be raping my body, or is that too short term?

Thanks in advance /fit/.

3 days is ok. 4 days is pushing it. Lots of people "zig-zag" their calories with no harm done.

If you're sick for 3-4 days, then the sickness will be "raping your body" far more than not eating would. But, it's better to keep things stable than it is to ebb and flow since the gut, while able to adapt to many many things, vastly prefers stability.

Fasting is a completely different thing. You shouldn't strain yourself while doing that like at all.

milk is good, just don't drink lots before exercise as it increases the production of lactic acid which causes muscle fatigue

after is ok tho as it has some protein, fats and calcium
