Hey /fit/ is hot sauce good or bad if your trying to eat healthily, I'm gonna switch to a healthier diet, but would eating something like grilled chicken with hot sauce be bad or good
Depends, but usually sauces are loaded with sugar.
What about tabasco, is that any good?
Can't tell you, there's too many brands.Just read the label and the ingredients.
says its made with peppers, vinegar and salt, that doesn't seem too bad
>>167705That can't be all in there.
>>167709that is the recipe for tobasco sauce
>>167712well, fine then, sounds good.
Hot, spicy food supposedly speeds metabolism. So yes, it would be good to add it to meats and whatnot, as long as it's not calorie-heavy as mentioned before. Cajun hot sauce is usually fine
I usually go for Frank's RedHot sauce. Cheap and tastes good to me.
I use Hot Sauce as a deterrent when I'm cutting weight, if I get any slight hunger, I'll take a shot of it.Only think you need to watch out for is the sodium, but it never seemed to bother me.
>>168653Yeah, I heard that you did like Frank's sauce. You're that kinda guy.
Tabasco has 0 calories in a servingFrank's has 5so just fucking eat it, it doesn't fucking matter
