WTF. A few years ago I used to have a lifting routine of curls and benching, and after I about six months I noticed my right arm to be disproportionately large compared to my left, so I quit lifting altogether.

Fast forward about five years, and I have a better routine of curls, tricep extensions, reverse curls, dips and pushups and I've been doing it for about 3 months. And my right fucking arm (specifically the bicep) is about 10-15% larger than the left.

WHAT. THE. FUCK.

I knew that'd be the first response. I only jerk off about once or twice a week for five minutes max.

Now that we got that out of the way.

I'm the same. My right arm is definately larger.

me as well... I think it's pretty normal to have disproportionate arms in a world where we drive with one hand, open doors with another, lift our children with one vs. the other, carry groceries, write with one hand and not the other, masturbate with one hand and not the other, etc... etc...

No matter how hard I try to "even things out" I have always been able to CURL more weight with my right arm... and PRESS (in any form of tricep extension) more weight with my left arm. The tricep difference I would likely attribute to driving a lot and always only with my left hand (always drive a stick, used to drive cars without power steering). The bicep difference - I am right-handed.

You're a moron and are over-compensating for your weak left arm by using your right arm more.
STOP doing two arm exercises and START doing 1-armed curls, extensions, etc.

I do. I use dumbells for one armed curls, one armed reverse curls, and one armed tricep extensions.
