Are there any dangers associated with using whey powder? I would like to start adding it to food, but I won't be doing much exercising just yet, other than going for walks.I'm about 100 pounds overweight and I drink a lot. Is this something to be considered when using whey powder?
Why don't you lose some weight first? And you drink a lot? Figuring out whether or not you should be taking Whey Protein is the least of your problems.
It's not worth it unless you're lifting as well.
>>141558That's what I'm trying to do. I've started to change my eating and drinking habits.
>>141560ThisWhy whould you need moar proteins, focus on losing weight
yeeeeah.....no point in supplementing with protein when you're 100 FUCKING LBS OVERWEIGHT.Oh gee, maybe you should pick up some creatine and muscle milk too!BEEFCAKE!
I'm also pretty sure you can take more protein through powder and lose weight too...
>>141590Unnecessary (unless you really got money to waste)Might as well eat real meals with meat etc, much moar filling and tasty
>>141594Real meals can have more calories and other bad stuff that protein powder doesnt have as much of
>>141594Money to waste? Whey powder is cheaper per gram of protein than meat.
You assholes! I said </thread>!
