Former asthmafag here. Now that I'm eating healthy and getting plenty of exercise my asthma no longer bothers me. I remember as a kid I couldn't play outside for long become my asthma would prevent me, and I would always carry around an inhaler.

Feels good man. Anyone else gone through similar changes?

I had bad asthma as a kid and started doing tae kwon do and eventually and slowly my asthma got better and better. Now I'm acctually /fit/ and can do stuff. The only thing that holds me back now is having reoccuring mono.(5 times) I'm hoping that will go away.

I have Crohn's disease, with proper diet and sports it is barely noticeable.

I used to have "asthma" where I would run/walk for a while and basically not be able to breathe after a while. I'd wheeze, no coughing, and I wouldn't be able to get enough breath into my lungs.

Then I started drinking water while I worked out and it went away.

I just barely survived my asthma as a kid. Spent a lot of time with inhalers and some funky steam machine.

It totally vanished in my early teens luckily.
Some types of fur can still fuck up my breathing though.
