GNC experts? Anonymous
Hey this is my first post, I recently got a gift card to GNC and last time I went there I was totally overwhelmed by all the choices. Any tips on what to get? I don't want cheesy muscle stuff, I'm interested in detox and like natural health herbs. Help?

if you actually believe in this, any help from us is too late anyway

Get some fish oil. You need 9000 mg of the stuff every day.

"Need"? What does it do, just antioxant right? And if detox doesn't work I really hope someone tells me soon..

"detox" products do nothing. There are no toxins in your body. They dont exist. And natural health herbs dont come in pill form. get some multivitamins or something and call it a day.

If you had anywhere near the toxins in your body necessary to warrant you purchasing "detox" supplements then you'd be dead.

Buy some cheap whey protein and use it after you lift, shit helps.

ill agree with this post, people are fucking idiots when they try and "cleanse" or "detox" 99% of the time they just end up making things worse

I hate GNC. I went there the other week because my Vitamin World was too crowded, and the kid who was working there was so obviously roiding, it was painful to look at.

I didn't plan on making conversation with anyone, but I'd never been in there before, so when he asked if I needed help, I said "If you can just point me in the direction of your creatine, that'd be great."

Suddenly the faggot goes off like a fucking air raid siren and asks me 50 god damned questions while following me around the store. 'DURP DURP WHAT KIND OF PHYSIQUE DO YOU WANTS DO YOU KNOW HOW CREATINE WORKS LET ME EXPLAIN HOW THE VARIOUS TYPES AND BRANDS WILL AFFECT YOU DO YOU BENCHPRESS WITH YOUR FEET ON THE BENCH HURRRRRR"

I never want to go in one again.

Yeah, Vitamin Worl's tend to be the way to go. The prices are moderate (AWESOME if they have those special value bins) and the staff tends to be really good at just letting you browse if you need it

GNC is great to work at though. You get first dibs on the "near expiration" stuff they have to severely mark down the price on, and on top of that, you get an employee discount on it as well. And the expiration date is still usually like a month away.

Enjoy your overpriced crap at a commission run store.
