Ok /fit/ I've cut off the shitty foods, now how does one get rid of moobs? I know how to gain muscle in the pectoral area, but I want to get rid of the fat there first so it doesn't look like I'm smuggling melons.

winstrol.

j/k

You need test boosters like tribulus, yohimbe, and 6oxo. They're not steroids but they will boost your natural testosterone levels by reducing your estrogen. overall, giving your body a more masculine shape and composition. You could just try a bunch of get ripped quick pills from gnc, but more testosterone WILL change the shape of your body quicker

No spot reduction. You gotta keep losing weight and wish that your genes decide to burn fat from there. IShit sucks I know, but I think this is the truth [since I'm in the same situation]

No spot reduction?

Unfortunately, most men who were drastically overweight will end up with excess skin in the chest and stomach. Genetics factor in, but mostly if you were fat as a kid, you will never be thin, you'll end up as one of three things:

A fat person

A skinny person with extra skin

A big ripped fucker

One of these takes a lot of effort to achieve, though.

Not OP but if you do that, wouldn't you also grow more body hair and shit? I don't think you should play with hormones..

there was a good analogy in 7chan's old /fit/ sticky

"It is like having a bucket of water and removing water off of the bottom"

The side effects are pretty minimal when compared with steroids. Are tits any better? Do you have money for surgery? Hormone levels dictate where you store fat and how much of it. Typically you see fat reduction in you thighs, waist and chest. It probably wont help any if you just have skin that's lost its elasticity hanging there. But if the skin is clingy and you actually have tissue in yer moobs it will help. Also if its just skin, and not breast or adipose tissue you could stretch it back out with muscle.

Wouldn't increasing my testoserone level make bald?

Oh god, hard work!

Yeah its possible. Do you have thin hair? Is anyone in your family bald? If yes to either of these questions, then MAYBE. With these sups its your own testosterone at work. And its a gradual effect, and it will stop once you stop taking them. Your body will go back to normal far quicker than with steroids and the gains are easier to maintain.
