I'm currently 72-73kg, trying to get to 80kg.

Daily intake;
Breakfast: 3 eggs, bowl of oatmeal
Morning Tea: 2 slices of bread with peanut butter
Lunch: can of tuna and banana
Afternoon Tea: Pasta
Dinner: Steak/chicken with vegetables
Supper: Protein shake

Tell me what I can add to these meals.

Protein Shake before bed is a waste of Whey, unless that is your post-workout shake. Whey is quick absorbing, and you want something slow burning to keep your body fed all night. Some type of dairy, cottage cheese.

Also you need to fucking eat more, that looks like my diet when I cut. Besides the peanut butter, you have almost no fat.

Needs moar red meat.
