Hey /fit/, I seek your sage-like advice.

I am overweight, and I blame it on these three factors:
1. I Eat too much pasta and bread, and not enough vegetables.
2. I drink too much soda/pop.
3. I don't exercise regularity.

I aim to eventually correct all three of these problems, but which of them would be the easiest to do, which of them would make me lose the most weight, and which of them would fastest results? Thanks.

The way you are thinking right now is going to make you fail. You cant have shortcuts. Accept that as truth. You have to change all of those things at once to truly loose weight. ITs a lifestyle change not a few simple fixes.

Whats gonna make you loose the most weight the fastest? Everything and if your not ready to do everything your not ready to loose weight and keep it off.
