Make me fit. Anonymous
So /fit/, I pretty much hate my body. Right now I weigh 245, and am 6"4'. Ever since I quit recreational Football last year(Was 210lb), my gut has been getting bigger and bigger. Women have basically been getting less and less interesting. I'm not entirely used to excercising alone, or eating healthy. I've got a general idea of what I want to do. I've decided to about 200 crunches a day, and 50 pushups. I want to run 2 miles a day each day this week(I ran to work today), then 4 next, and then on until 7. I help on eating healthier, can you give me tips on what and what not to eat? What's the best source of Protein? Beef? Salmon? Oats? To get a general idea, I want to look good, but not an over the top musclefag. Another thing, my legs are fucking tree trunks, so I need some major fat reduction there. Help with that?

here's an idea, how about instead of coming here and asking your stupid vapid questions you go and actually read up on fitness, health and diet? you know, empower yourself and shit? if you want to be healthy and fit, why don't you read about what healthy and fit people do?
