Wake up an hour earlier and use that time to workout. Go to bed an hour earlier and use that time to workout. Instead of posting on 4chan for two hours, post for an hour and then workout. Instead of working out for an hour straight, do your exercises throughout the day. Wake up, do SQUATZ. Come home from work, DEADLIFT. Etc, etc.
There is more time in the day then we can possibly comprehened. While I'm posting this, I'm like "Jesus, I've got nothing to do for half an hour. CORE WORKOUT TIME." Seriously.
