>>191343 Well, I have 3 meals a day. For breakfast I usually have scrambled eggs (no egg yolk) and a fruit salad. For lunch I try to have either chicken (skinless) or some type of sandwich on wheat bread, no mayonaise.
For dinner I usually cook fish, baked. Stuff like cod, salmon, etc. I also have some type of vegtable side dish like asparagus, peas, a salad, whatever.
I also walk every morning, and I use an exercise bike every evening. I walk about a mile, right now I'm just trying to build up my stamina so I can go further.
I also do 40 sit ups and jumping jacks.
Oh, and I weigh 148 lbs, and I'm 5'2.
