Had a badly made sandwich consisting of 3 thin turkey slices and a few tomato slices on whole wheat bread. That, and a cucumer, banana, nectarine, and pistachios.

Chicken Club sandwich from McD's.

It wasn't bad and only about 500 calories. Decent, except that I had to scrape about 1.5 tablespoons of mayo off the thing before I could eat it.
