im going supplement shopping tomorrow for stuff that will aid in weight loss! btw:

1. no i am not fat. i am 174cm at around 62 kg , male. however i have some annoying fat at my lower back and ass that i want to lose, makes my ass look flat and pants fall off even with a belt.

2. i tried nutrex lipo 6 before (lost from 70kg to current weight) with alot of cardio and i like it, but would like to explore other options.

3. i am bullimic, i just fuckin threw up the best dinner i ever had. also because i felt sick cause i had 3 helpings.

any recommendations? i should also mention that i have somewhat endless stamina (accomplished soccer and basketball player), but lack the motivation to actually go out there.. the supplements are supposed to give me an extra kick in the ass.

its fucking cold and raining outside like 5 days a week, man.

Just stop bulimia please, It's mentaly you just need to realize that you look healthy , please post a picture of yourself before doing anything like that.

:/ i am anything but weak, i do alot of heavy lifting in my job.

1. Get medical help.
2. Try taking a picture of yourself. It really will show you what you truly look like from a different perspective other than the mirror. I found that I looked way thinner in pictures than I did from the mirror.
3. Stop throwing up your food unless you don't want your teeth/esophagus anymore.
4. Go running in the rain.

what does it do to my teeth?

:/ so is there anything i could do about that other than getting so ripped that i would be as confident as you?

If you go running in the rain, be sure to come back inside and take a warn/hot shower. That way your body wont just say "bawww fuck, im wet" and make you get sick. If done properly, it will increase your bodies immune system. Also, if you try any new workout that is harder then the one before and you get sick shortly after (with like a cold), it means your doing it right, your body is getting fatigued to where it cant keep everything out. That means you are pushing yourself. Just dont be an idiot.
Also, i am kinda like you, bulimic. Just not all the time. Maybe once a month or so. You know that feeling you get after you eat sooo much and throw it back up? THe feeling like you are now doing something better/healthier? Take that emotion, not the words associated with it but the emotion, whatever that may be for you, and put it to a good weight-training session. Remember, your body will use all those calories if you allow it to. Since OP mentioned fat on the bum, I would recommend a good set of assisted squats and go as LOW AS YOU CAN. If you have the back muscles, let your body squat past your calves. Work on it and DO IT SLOW. If you want that nice peach-ass-o-muscle, move slowly. If you can, ten-seconds down and ten-seconds up. Do 8-10reps with 2-3sets. Your ass should be shaking from the exertion. Actually, just try it now; place your hands behind your head, keep your back straight, knees shoulder-width apart, and go down like you are going to sit in a chair. Do it 4-times ten-seconds up and down, and reply to how that felt. Also, when coming up, squeeze your glutes. That will help keep posture and give a little extra burn.

Anything else?

just tried it and i kept falling over so i should be doing it wrong.

I am 190195 and I would say the best thing to do is find a mirror, maybe in your bathroom or something. Practice first at actually sitting in a chair with your back straight. Try to keep your feet planted firmly, not too much weight on the balls or the heels, this will make you use your core muscles. After sitting up and down in a chair, try it without a chair. Go slowly.
Also, if your core is good but not great, try putting your hands at your hips. That will lower your center of gravity to help you balance on your feet (or at least for me anyway).
Keep trying and focus. The more you think about what muscles you use and when will help your brain fire those synapses when you actually do the move.

i used to do a version with weights, where i would carry two dumbells in each arm and squat.

it worked great, is this the same workout?
>> Anonymous
>>190214
similar but if you have access to an assisted squat machine (the variable thingy in which the barbell is on a vertical track) it will help your posture in so many more ways, focusing on the smaller muscles in your hips to help. And it kicks your bums ass.

OP, I have the same ass and back issue, and the same endless energy.

My suggestion is to bulk the chest and shoulders and back to get better proportion and energy-eating mass... that's right eat MORE! And do some more-intense cardio either before breakfast or after lifting to help kick in the fat burning after your (endless) blood sugar is low.

I am not bulimic, but I have had some dismorphic issues. You must feed the muscles in order to burn the fat... throwing up and 'dieting' will degrade your muscles.

What moves do you do for your lower back? If nothing besides running, then of course you have that. You have muscles there, use them. Example: lay on your stomach with your hands resting on your lower back. Then lift your chest and legs up at the same time. Kind of like a reverse crunch. Then after you have mastered that move, move on to more dynamic versions. Example: anchor your feet/legs to the ground, and lift your chest up (hands should be on the back of your head). Now twist your back to where one elbow is as high as you can get it (without using your arms, all lower/mid back). Now alternate.
That would help.
FIRST TIMERS**: Do NOT forget to stretch after this. Otherwise you will get a cramp that is just harder than hell to get rid of.

Squats will give you some ass too. And they will help burn off those calories.

im have naturally strong shoulders (and pretty wide too) for an asian, but putting on plenty of muscle would be a problem.. no access to a gym. only have 2 dumbells at home.

although i do about 100 pushups every other day split between 5 sets.

>>190231
i will try that, but i will increase HIIT this time around. will start the next morning. to motivate myself i will jog to the nearest supermarket. 1km away with alot of uphills/downhills.

whats good for breakfast?

pic is me. ive been told i shouldnt have to worry about my appearance of all people

also, op here. will protein supplements help? i always feel i dont have enough meat/fish in my diet. very busy with work and study so dont have time to cook, i just eat whats on the table (but i choose carefully).

>>190242
OK then mr.china. What dorm do you live in? LAWL. If my guess is right, I might know you.

Anywho, best breakfast would be to like toast with tofu or a protein shake. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO RUNNING IN THE MORNING WITHOUT EATING. That will make your body change the structure of aminos and such to where your body will eat muscle and want to store more fat.
Get a good amount of carbs (like a normal piece of bread) and a good amount of protein (so that your body can use it as you run).
Hope that helps, but if you are living in the place I think you are, then you dont have much choice for breakfast and dinner, do you?

lol not a dorm, i have a choice of food but i suppose not eating what's at the table is a sign of disrespect to whoever that spent the time to prepare it.

im pretty educated about nutrition but lately cant seem to be fucked changing especially with strong winds/rain outside. if the weather is good i shit you not i can run about 3 to 4 miles without rest. i reckon thats pretty good for someone as lazy as me.

dont worry though, i always have breakfast before running. running without breakfast is just wrong man and my body knows it.

i have about 10 cans of tuna in the pantry. lately those shit seem to be on sale everywhere in ausfailia.

Nevermind. I thought you where in Japan for some reason. Nevermind. I used to live in a dorn that had a very similar room layout, even with the same type of chairs/beds (well, more like a stand for a futon to be placed on top). But yeah. my bad.
Anywho, good luck. Also, tuna is great. If you can, try some sardines. Those little guys have omega-3-fatty acids and a slew of other great stuff.
With that Aussy-fag, like Jap-fag be going to sleep.
Just dont forget about those workouts though. Especially the squat w/o weights. That will help a lot. Remember, squeeze your glutes on the way up.

Ok night /fit.
