For those who work out and sweat daily:

How often do you wash your hair?
When I do distance running, I get incredibly sweaty. It's not a good idea to wash and shampoo my hair on a daily basis because my hair falls out easily.

Halp.

Then just rinse your hair with water, and don't shampoo it.

Ew, how long is your hair? Fuckin' wash it when your finished. Find a product that's for sensitive scalps, and for your specific hair type to prevent damage and loss.

OP. my hair is prolly a good 14 inches long (im a guy btw) and i sweat like a mother every day im in the gym (5days a week) i try washing my hair on the weekends every day and mondays and thursdays, so when it starts getting nasty on wensday, i tie it back in a pony tail and it doesnt matter. Also washing your hair alot doesnt allow your body to produce enzymes to break down the grease in your hair. Just incase you didnt know, so dont wash your hair ALL the time, but then again just my humble opinion

Every second day. Shower once a day though.

god damn, a good rinse is enough.

Once in the morning and once after the gym. Usually twice daily, unless it's a weekend and I can go to the gym in the morning or mid-day. Although I hear washing your hair twice a day, or even every day isn't good for it.
