Hey /fit/. As long as I've been to 4chan, this is my first time here. I need some help.

I've always been the skinny guy, good metabolism, could eat whatever I wanted, etc. But lately I've been gaining weight. I am not fat or anything, but I am starting to gain small love handles on my sides, and I'm getting a belly of sorts. (I'd include a pic, but I have no camera) I take kung fu, but we don't do nearly enough cardio work. Moreso learning to take down somebody attacking you and such.

I have a girlfriend, and she always tells me she doesn't mind if I gain weight. But even with that said, I'm sure she'd be happier if I looked a little buff. I already do, it's just my stomach that's the problem right now. It's cold as shit outside right now, so running isn't a likely option for me. Is there anything I can do to make myself skinnier again quickly? How many crunches should I do a day? What should my diet be?

Man up faggot. Not running outside beacause it's cold? BOO FUCKING HOO. Running outside in cold weather is the best thing you can do as the body strives to warm itself and burns even more calories. Eat less (and HEALTHIER), lift weights and RUN OUTSIDE. If you can't dedicate and go past the pain then just keep eating fatty foods and begin a fatty.

No pain no GAIN FAGGOT.

Burpees.

With your kung fu training you should be able to do these no problem. tire the fuck out of you if you do them right. you don't need a lot of space, can be done at home.

Sorry I should have mentioned this earlier. I just moved to Alaska about three months ago. You have no fucking clue how cold it is here right now. It's below - I'm not used to it, and I really would like to do without frostbite thanks.

As for those burpees things, I think I can do that pretty easily. Thanks.

Read the entire article. It'll give you cardio equivalent to running.

Remember, you're not going to half ass it. Do these as fast as you can, jump as high as you can. It's a semi-plyometric exercise.
