sup /fit/ 2 questions
Explain plase what's core training, from what I understand it's abs and lower back training?

I've just started doing sit-ups(can do 40 reps now), how many sets should I do? And how do I incorporate them into my routine, I lift 2 times a week. I've heard you can do sit-ups almost daily so I'm a bit confused.

Core is indeed your lower back and stomach. The part of your body that stabilises you when you lift heavy weights. Core is trained best with squatz and deadliftz.
