I have the same fucking problem, I haven't shat for 3-4 days and have yet to feel the need to, no backed up, no feeling constipated, nothing, just no need to shit.
I've been adding a fuckton of fiber to my diet. Even going so far as putting 'Fiber-sure' crap in it. Yet it still takes me 3-4 days.
God awful slow metabolism is god awfully slow.
