I need your help /fit/
I'm restarting my workout routine after a looong break. I think I can manage the exercise part (for the moment) but I'm also looking for a good diet. I hear popping vitamins, drinking water works well. Can anyone provide some examples that may work to tone and slim the body (so I can see the muscle)?
Me: Male, around 5'7" and 160 lb., average built with good muscle to fat distribution (or so I hear from others).

That guy needs some pecs, his whole body looks disproportionate in the second part.

His arms are lifted but yes I agree. I'm betting its hard for ectomorphs like him and myself to get large pecs because I've never had the full curve all around that creates the look of them, but easily see the muscle in the same positions as him.
