/fit/, I can't convince myself to do SQUATZ or deadlifts... or even bench presses. I do 99% of my weight lifting with dumbbells.

I'm too embarrassed to do them. Plus everyone at my gym does SQUATZ with bad form.

Get someone to show you how. Once you do just one olympic-style squat with a barbell, you'll be hooked. They just feel that great.

As far as looks are concerned, the only people who think squatz are embarrassing are fucking retards who only do bicep curls. And we all know what a waste of space those asshats are. Everyone else: the body building types, the weightlifting types, even the casual strength trainers, beginning and advanced, knows how awesome squats are.
