/fit/, I'm about to do my daily workout. I'm 19, relatively short and skinny. I lift 5 kilos on each arm in 20x3 reps, 84 situps (it's a program of seven different situp exercises, with 12 reps each) and then some pushups in the end. What should I eat after workout to build muscle faster?Or does anyone have any tips of better workout programmes?
