How many calories do I want to take in a day, to stay thin, im a 6' 175lb male, I want to have a thin non-meaty look, but no working out, i just do not have time anymore. So how much food and how clean should i eat, or am i worry way to much about it?I usually eat 3 times a day, and struggle to eat 1.5k calories(Pic is of OP)

just go with your normal diet and monitor your weight carefully. if you seem to be gaining, eat less until you have a diet that you are used to and you arent gaining weight

Eat six meals a day, and strive for around 2400 calories. You're severely undereating.
