Hey /fit/, I just graduated Marine boot camp and I'm on my 10 day leave and I am week as hell, is this normal? I was running a 16:47 3 mile doing 20 pull-ups and 167 crunches now I can barley move without my knees hurting and my stomach is so sore. I've used bengay and tiger balm but its not really helping should I be worried?

You're just really sore, but did you warm up and cool down properly with all that exercise? However I wouldn't sit on my ass a lot for these 10 days if I were you. You could slip back out of shape.
