Started jogging, first time i could run like 10 m in a row before allmost dropping dead.. at the end i did a daily 3.4 km (that would be like... 2,1 mile or so i think...) in about 10 min. sadly I got lazy again and stoped doing it after a year or so (but thats after i had lost about 19kg jogging a full year... yea, i was cinda chubby at the start hehe).
