sup /fit/, i came over from /ck/ to ask you guys:if all i do are sit-ups, push-ups, arm curls and stationary bike, will i get cut? will i add any mass? my diet is very protein and carb heavy.thanks
Drop the carbs and eat good fats, i'd go with the following:60% protein/20% carbs/20% good fatsDown to personal opinion but i believe thats the way to go.
5'11'' havnet deviated from ~155lbs in 3 years due to metabolism/sports. although first year back from college i can tell im getting a little soft

typical day= water for brekfast, potstickers for lunch. then a large portion of meat/fish with rice/bread with milk for dinner. 4thmeal is the worst usually nachos/fastfood/chips/koolaid etc. any advice on curbing the 4thmeal cravings? im boarderline addicted to junk/fast food and i feel i must eat until almost uncomfortably full lol.
