i know no carbs after night, calorie control,but after i stop eating round 7, i get painfully hungry later. I know i should've had the right amount of fats to make that *not occur, andthe body myth about going into hibernation mode.but what's a good list of light snacking??is grilled chicken completely out of the question!?

I usually take into account if I'll be up extra late and take a bit of an earlier meal and set it aside for later.For instance I just finished the second half of my chicken water chestnuts and rice I had made for between lunch and dinner.
yeah did the almonds it only fueled the fire,i used to be about 360, now i'm down to 231,but my physique is so that i look gaunt when i'm under 200. so i'm just gonna go back to 218.
fix some good salsa and then eat it with celeryif you put black beans and kidney beans in the salsa the celery taste fades and actually tastes more like chipsgood snack, just watch the sodium
any low glycemic vegetable like celery, lettuce, cukes. yeah, chicken breast too, why not?
cottage cheese is my thing. protein, slow digesting, dense (i.e. filling). taste is acquired but not bad.
