If you want big arms forget curlz, they will not work. Start rowing, if you suck at form just use dumbells.
I do preachers at the end of my workout, every other back day and my arms are growing just fine.
I warm up with dumbell rows, the bentover rows heavy, then lat pulls.
Rest for 3-4 minutes then Deadlifts, a light set of low-rows to stretch out after and then preachers with 70-80 depends on how fresh Im feeling
