OP here, Also, I'm average to slightly thin, not much muscle definition, but I've got pretty broad shoulders. EXCEPT, that is, for my stomach fat, which I literally constantly hold in all the time. When I don't it looks extremely bizarre for my otherwise average/thin shape to have a giant gut as if I was going into my second trimester. I'm 5 9 and about 145-150lbs. I know cardio is the only thing that can get the stomach fat like that, but I'm wondering if it makes a difference that I'm otherwise thin and light? I feel like I can't really lose that much weight at 145. Thanks again
