Sup /fit/, I bring you greetings from /fa/ and /x/.

Anyways, I've been thinking of getting a gym membership (as in, later today actually) and I was hoping you could all help me come up with a work out routine, as far as I know the gym has pretty much every basic work out machine, so I should be able to get a pretty varied work out.

What would /fit/ recommend I do? How many reps, how long, etc.

Also a question from /fa/, how would one lose fat around their neck? Some people want more defined jawlines.

Help would be appreciated!

Its a Bally Total Fitness place by the way, I dont know if that helps or not, its the only gym near where I live.

No such thing as spot reduction. Body fat is like a lake of water, you can't take a bucket and scoop out a hole in the water, the entire lake goes down evenly. You need to do some cardio to start burning fat off your entire body.
