healthy, high calorie foods. Anonymous
Sup /fit/,

So I have to take this medication now, and one of the side effects is that it causes me to lose my apatite. Over the past week, I've found it hard to eat food, and I have to force myself to eat. I already had a hard time keeping weight on. I'm 5'8 130, but I don't want to lose more weight. What are some foods that are low density but are high in calories, and won't give me a heart attack?

Thanks guys.

Powerbars and eggnog

Also, have you considered smokin' the reefer? Does wonders for appetite stimulation/nausea suppression.

THen listen to me. I was in your spot, but an inch taller and ten pounds lighter. Ritalin and then dexedrine. I stopped taking it b/c it fucked with my sleep and appetite.

1. Get some melatonin to help you sleep.
2. Get some fish oil. The omega 3 helps with the brain/ADHD. This shit is a lifesaver.

I was diagnosed about a week ago. I'm currently in the trial period of the drugs. I haven't felt any psychological effects of the drug yet, but I have completely lost the urge to eat. If they do more harm than good then I'm going to stop. I'm really open to anything at this point, and I'll keep what you said in mind.

I'm mostly worried about weight loss because I plan to start lifting pretty soon and I don't want to work out too much and not eat enough.

Thanks anon.
