Yeah, I'm sure that those energy drinks are helping with your insomnia and in no contributing towards it when combined with your shitty diet that you think is fine.
If you really wanna lose weight then invest in a home gym, but going outside helps... perhaps speak to a doctor about what you could do to improve that situation? Else you need to cut your diet right down to lose most of the weight, invest in an indoor cardio machine (e.g. rowing, cycling, something like that, not a treadmill though) and a decent set of weights. Depends a lot on your budget what you'd get. If you can get a second hand power rack and Olympic bar with a full set of weights then you'd be perfectly set. If all you can afford is some adjustable dumbbells then that'll have to do.
Then you have 3 things you want to work on.
First is weight, every bit of exercise and diet improvement contributes to improving your weight. Using intervals when doing cardio has been proven more effective (e.g. 12 seconds of hard cycling, 30 seconds of moderate, repeat). But you also have the option of cycling at a moderate pace for a long time or doing whatever cardio you have. This would be a daily thing, you could do an hour of moderate cycling in front of the telly on your rest days to burn some calories.
