Hey /fit/. How come I can see my 'ribs' so clearly. Obviously I'm not that skinny or low in body fat as I can still not see my abs.

Does flexing your lats cause this(cause I was), or do I simply have a wide ribcage. I'm confused because it looks like you can see my 'ribs' on my lats. Or is it not even my lats that I'm flexing, but a muscle group over your ribs that you can flex?

yeah, I think you've got the dreaded skinny fat syndrome. Its ok I have it too. a few years back I was in your shape so I started "bulking" not i've got a fairly decent gut that i'm trying to lose. howeer, since i'm losing weight the correct way, I can already see my abs.
