I'm interested in receiving some feedback on the steps I'm taking to get into shape.

Here's what I'm currently doing.
Once a day I do x amount of push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, and I lift some very light weights x amount of times with each arm. I run for about 11min at the moment straight.

(x is constantly being increased each day)

I also have really cut out junk foods and I drink 6-8 bottled waters a day.

Should I be adding other activities to my routine? Pushing to extend the length of time I run for? I'm also thinking about adding sit ups and push ups to my morning and before bed routine. ( I work out around 3 each day)

Suggestions and advice would be greatly appreciated.

Not a complete expert but don't burn yourself out too quickly. I also do some daily routines but once in a wihle if i start doing too much, i feel tire and i let myself slip for a day. And next thing you know, it's been a month since i worked out.
Also, if you feel that you have too much time, do some stretching in the morning.

OP sounds a lot like me. I do about the same things and run about the same amount. I do it every day, without any "break" days. I never seem that tired/sore the next day, but usually when I finish working out I can't continue.

OP here. I'm not interested in break days either. I do feel an inability to continue once I have completed my work out but later in the day and in the mornings I feel fine. Which is why I'd like to try and utilize that time for more exercising.

Question: Should I really be doing more reps or more reps with heavier weight too?
