First I want to start off by saying I know nothing about exercising. I want to know what are some good exercises that can be done at home with no equipment. I just need to lose about a good 10-15 more pounds, have lost 60 since about June of last year by biking 3 days a week vigorously (hilly terrain) for an hour each session and by not going for second serving. Now that its winter and I can not bike I am starting to slowly put back on some weight which is making me sad face.

was 5'7 210 now 150
(nothing in public cause I am self conscious)

What routines do you recommend that can be done at the home no equipment?

As in, they're combating fitness.
Never mind, I'm just being stupid.

Oh, I get it now.

That would probably be a far more lulzy site.

Actually, I don't know why it's not more widespread, but you can get a sweating, burning workout just standing there. Just twist back and fourth first, as you approach the limit of your twist arc, stop yourself. Repeat this until it burns as hard as possible without having a hernia. Then with the arms up/down back/foward and bending over and back up. It's good cardio and gets the obliques pretty well.
