Starting over Anonymous

I need a sold work out plan to stick to, I just started going back to the gym after a very long hiatus(4+ years). So far I've only been going twice a week, doing 30-60 min cardio and weights after. I know I pretty much just wasting my time, I am severley out of shape.

Current stats:
age: 26
weight: 360lbs
activity: beside the gym I walk 2-3 miles a day to work.
I can jog nonstop for 15min covering a little more than a mile.
Diet: not so bad recently I'm making better decisions rather than going for the quick fix fast food(sometimes) will power isn't that great.

Primary goal: Fat loss, I'm looking to lose 150-170lbs
Secondary goal: Strength. high school/college I was into Hardcore Strength training.

I've been lurking a while here and I reading some interesting things I want to tryout. Please help, I want my old body back!

Well, anyways you should try hitting the gym more times. If you are seriously out of shape, you can try circuit training. Either just like the picture or use other exercises using different equipments. (dbs, bbs, machines, ropes etc)

Sounds like you're doing the right thing. The question is will you be doing this in 2 weeks? in a month? 2 months? There's a reason they all ask you to sign up for 1 year minimum. Don't worry about going more often untill you feel like you can. Keep it up and you'll eventually be ready for more, even want more.
