Dvorak - Symphony from the New World 4th Movement (Finale)

Ram Jam - black betty

Zombie Nation - Kerncraft 400

hot butter - popcorn

anything released under the MoS label is very likely to be good (most recent major release is Utah Saints - Something Good ('08 version))

heavier upbeat rock, something along the lines of this

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3pcV1J6g6AA

I used to do metal, but for some reason it just doesn't do it for me anymore. Need more upbeat stuff, so now adays its mostly buckethead, alter bridge, the darkness, stuff like that

It's good practice to listen to music with a strong beat that you can time a work out to. Dance and eurobeat stuff can be good.

+1 for Ministry of Sound

My personal call? Go for heavy beats.
D12 - 40Oz
Dan D Noy - Moon Sharm
Chemical Brothers - Galvanize
Basement Jaxx - Where's Your Head At
Bonus points if you work out while listening to HOLY FUCK!

marilyn manson (shut up, it's fast paced, peppy and energetic) mindless self indulgence, faster NIN songs. . . pretty much any alternative rock that has lyrics that i can mouth along with.

I listen to Look at Me, I'm a Winner, by the Aquabats, and I'll Make a Man Out of You, from Mulan.

I need pump up music too, mostly because it's cold in the mornings and I need to ride my bike to the gym at my university. I usually do it on shorts and a t-shirt, so music is seriously morale during this period of time. Keeps my mind off the fucking cold and the loudness of the cars, and focused on pumping the pedals to get there.

Dragula, Hot Rod Remix - Rob Zombie
Hatredcopter - Dethklok/Metalocalypse people
Cammy's level in Street Fighter Alpha 3
This Dying Soul - Dream Theater (only the first 30 seconds, then I skip the rest)
Through the Fire and Flames - Dragonforce
Welcome to the Jungle - GNR
Holy Wars - Megadeth

I actually listen to most types of music, except country. But man, for the mornings, I need very fast paced, mostly metal songs to get through.
