I use 3 things, all while in the shower. First I use Selsun Blue Moisturizing Dandruff Shampoo (yes on my face). It sounds strange, but I found a post somewhere online that said it worked and I happened to have some at home so I tried it. It helped improve my skin so I'm happy with it :D Then I use a blackhead cleanser for my horrible nose, but you can skip this if blackheads aren't your problem. Then I finish off with Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Wash. It comes in a clear, pump bottle and is orange in color. After I shower I just put on a little bit of moisturizer.
If your acne doesn't go away in a few days of this, try asking a dermatologist on what to do.
Other tips: Steaming your face every once in awhile is good as it opens your pores so you can get a deeper clean. Take a pot of water and boil it. Then take a towel and put your face -slightly- over the steam with the towel over your head, allowing the steam to reach your face. Don't put your face in directly the steam because that'll be painful and harm your skin D: Remember to clean your pillow covers and sheets as oil could be trapped there and get on your face while you sleep. And of course, don't pick at your acne. The more you touch your face with your fingers, the worse your acne will get. And definitely don't pop a pimple with your nails; under your nails are one of the filthiest places on your body.
