so /fit/ do you have good days at the gym, and bad days at the gym? For me, the last two days have been a lot harder then normal, and I haven't changed anything.

Depends on what you're doing. If you're workout is designed on losing weight, you don't need to. If it's meant to build muscle than you should probably only do it every other day.
