VRMMM VRMMMMMM sage
I just rode 15 miles in 38.5 minutes outside on a trail, thats like 23.4 mph. I was using a beginner racebike, and it was my first time I timed myself, riding the bike about 5 times total this year.

I thought that was pretty fast, is it? I dont know anyone else that rides bikes. Good starting point I assume.

calculated at 810 calories burned

so what say you, is that a good pace? a good workout?

yeah i put in my time/distance/bike/slope/windspeed into some type of calculator online.

it didnt tell me what kind of pace i was doing though. is this just average or is it pretty good?

assuming this fag is still around and not a troll.
that is a good pace.
I did a triathlon recently and the top time for the distance I did (12mi bike after a 500m swim) was at 23.2 mph.

are you serious? wow thats fucking awesome, i must really have good genetics or something. did some bicycling when i was like 12, with my mom... but in the past year i havent biked more than 60-70 miles total.

what is a REALLY good pace for 15 miles? 30 mph? what should I be working up to?

Im 21, 5'8", 13% bodyfat (i think).... I've worked out intermittently (like 1-2 min a day) my upper body, and ive seen very good gains, especially when i stopped drinking soda...

im going to have to keep recording times

Protip: You calculated wrong. There are no gains from not doing a workout and cutting soda. That's called losing fat. Gains are when muscle replaces fat and you get visible definition.

I'm sorry ,but by the calculations you used. People in the french open burn 15,000 calories a day. And if you biked for an hour day, you'd lose weight instantly. You also believe you can get "gains" from cutting soda and working out 2 minutes a day.

This is just retardation in it's finest.

exactly where did I post calculations fag?

french open is tennis, faggot. I think you meant tour de france.

did I say I was cutting? no, faggot. But I did put on muscle, and the weight I dropped made me "see" the gains. Again, faggot.

God damn, is this anons best? or am I getting trolled? Hope this anon is just the same idiot
>> sage
dont believe me though, obviously you are really accurate with assumption. god damn i hate your faggotry

nevermind its some butthurt fatbody. I get it. Im out.

I have to say, you seem more butthurt then anyone. I was going to come with some thoughts, but after seeing how you react...Do you have some sort of inferiority complex? Someone just said they didn't think you could get "gains" because you said you only worked out for 1-2 minutes a day...And I don't see how 1-2 minutes a day could be called a workout anyway. Cutting soda out is good though, but keeping soda wouldn't give you gains...You said nothing else about your diet so you could have probably gained some weight...I just don't see you being able to gain muscle with such a short workout, even with a high intensity program. Also, the time sounds good...I bike even less than you do...usually run...but I decided to take my dad's bike out for the first time for cardio and I went 7 miles in about 25 minutes...So your rate beats mine I think...
