is correct. cardio and hit the weights. I've started up on my program again. I take in 1500 calories a day. Nothing to drink but water. Low sodium intake. Biking, Running, or Swimming two to three times a day. Should be down to 160 end of january

What's the best thing to do? Lose some more weight and then starting to exercise or just start to exercise now?

I've already lost ~10lbs by eating only 1 meal per day. But if I would start exercising I'd have to eat more, because I fell fucking weak right now. I'm afraid I will be getting fatter if I start eating again.

Im about 75kg (165lbs), but Im 5'7.

I have the same sort of body shape as you but i have more evident muscles. I still have a slight belly and I hate my man tits, but people tell me i dont have them. but meh! my target weight is around 158lbs. Im currently about 18-205 bf so "healthy"

I figured that the only weight to lose fat is to have an energy deficit. Sounds simple enough.

The easiest way for me to do that is to eat only lunch. I never eat breakfast anyway and by the time I get hungry in the evening, I'm about to go to sleep anyway so I don't give a shit.

I'm not eating shitty food either. Today I had some pea soup with a little bit of bacon plus some whole-grain bread.

I'm 5'11" and 232 pounds, and my body looks almost exactly like yours. Maybe just a little more belly. I don't have a lot of noticeable muscle, really. Slightly muscular legs and forearms, and barely noticeable bi's and tri's.

You're clearly starving yourself. Your body is actually hoarding fat, and burning muscle for your energy. Eat more, work more. Not only will you lose more weight, you'll feel a lot better. What's more important to you? Getting "thin", which you're not anyway? Or being fit, healthy, and able to eat even more and have more energy. Eat more, work out more. I went from 255-244 changing my diet alone. Less junk, more good stuff, better overall habits, while adding some light cardio and weights. Went from 244-232 in the last 2 weeks by adding an HIIT routine and tweaking my food intake even more. Really not that hard, and it's actually very rewarding. I'm not nearly as hungry as I used to be, and feel a lot better overall.

DIET:

From this point on, you no longer drink sodas, sugary fruit drinks, or alcohol, or coffee. You now only drink water and unsweetened tea.

From this point on, you no longer eat white bread, ever.

From this point on, you no longer eat any pork product or processed meat, ever.

Form this point on you no longer eat any other fat/sugar combo candy crap snacks at all.

From this point on, you avoid fatty add-ons like cheese and sour cream and mayo. Lean meat already has enough fat in it.

Food is now on there for one purpose, to feed you protein and good carbs as efficiently as possible. You do not care about how it tastes, if it has the nutrition you need, its fucking delicious.

-Buy cans of chicken breast, and frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts, eat one a day somehow no matter what.

-Buy eggs, boil them, peel them, and put them in the fridge.

-Buy cottage cheese. Learn to like it with berries in it.

-Buy beans, learn how to cook and eat them every day.

-Buy bananas and toilet paper

-Buy oatmeal, one flavored instant, and one big tub of the boring unflavored. Mix them half and half every morning for breakfast with a boiled egg and a banana a multivitamin and a glass of milk. This is more important than any other meal. You fucking eat it and love it.

Eat 5 meals a day. Never get hungry, never get full. Get some carbs and protein a couple of hours before your workout, and take some more protein and carbs within 30 minutes after.

There it is, a first month plan. The first month will decide if you can make the rest. Because if you stick to it (for real) in month one, you'll feel like a fucking million dollars and will drop at least 2" on your waist.

Make a commitment for one month. Test your integrity.

Thanks for the advice. I don't want to really get thin. I think I have a pretty decent frame. It's just the hips and mantits that are bothering me. But at the point where they would be gone, I'd be dangerously underweight. That's what I found so confusing, my weight should be ideal for a man of my size but it just doesn't look right.

So more eating, more exercise it is.

You don't need alcohol to survive, while you do need the other nutrients. Calories from alcohol are empty, not to mention liquid.

I only drink water and 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning. Black, no sugar. Alcohol every other weekend. I actually love cottage cheese, especially on dark bread. I do usually spread a little bit of butter on the bread, though.

I believe that my diet is the least of my problems. I enjoy cooking and I eat plenty of vegs and lean meat. I'm not stuffing my face with shitty fast food and I actually hate sweets and soda. I also don't eat any fruits however. To me they're in the same category as sweets so I hate them. Before I went on my Lunch-Only-Diet I used to eat a handful of nuts as a snack between meals.

So people seem to be confused, because I look like a total fatass in the pic. The light is coming from directly above me, so it looks like I have a huge hanging belly. In reality, it's not that bad, just a light bulge. My upper abs are even slightly visible. Those love handles are very real however.
