what do I do Anonymous
I lifted weights more than 48 hours ago and my muscles still have a light soreness.

Is it counter-productive for me to work these muscle groups again if there is some soreness still present.

No. You will always get results; they'll just be a b it less than normal. Soreness peaks 36 hours after exercise.
