forearm/wrist....hurts...was curling free-weights...what'd I do wrong

yea but it is SORE to move. this happened 3 days ago. soreness is going away, but I def hurt my forearm curling. I think I just went too heavy?

did you stretch and warm up before you started curling? there are simple ways to stretch your wrists and forearms.

Or rather, not heavy enough. Add more weight. If you can feel your arm two days after, you're doing it wrong.
