Now I still don't do anything super hardcore. Just a Chest day, Tri's/Bi's, Legs, Back/Shoulder day, at least once per week, usually a 5th or 6th day depending on how I recover from earlier workouts. I do LISS in the morning about 4 days/week. Don't do HIIT too often...although I do always take the stairs to my uni dorm and I live on the 8th floor, if that counts.
>>456510 Depends. Use some online thing that will calculate it for you (make sure to also take into account the exercise you'll be doing), then go with that for a week or two and see how much you lost/gained, then modify your caloric intake accordingly.
To prevent loose skin, I'd suggest trying to lose about half a pound/week, if you think you can be that exact with your diet.
