Hey /fit/! Im sure you get a million of these a da, but hey if you wouldnt be on here if you didnt have some free time.I am 6' around 155. I used to work out and got up to about 165, but I moved and that fucking ruined everything. Ive got an athletic and lean build. I would like to see some routines to bulk up. I dont really want to be a powerlifter, but just gain some size and keep cut. Thanks!
