What is the fastest way to burn fat, without any equipment? That can be done on a daily basis.

What to do, and how long to do it for?

running. Or formal martial arts training. You do an hour or two of training every (other) day, you'll be getting in several hours of serious workout in there. That'll burn calories, and has the advantage over running in that you'll be more motivated and getting different kinds of exercise. (Not to meontion learning a skill.) Of course, if your ultimate goal is to run three miles in 12 minutes, well, then train for running.
