What I did was:
1. Do a total of 100 a night. 2. Increase my max amount that I can do to atleast 1 more a day. Thus changing your sets and reps until you reach 100. 3. Do this consistantly. 4. ??? 5. Profit ;D
Also, time how long it takes for you to reach your 100, so you can see your improvement as you progress, eventually you'll start to require less rest and you shall start to being able to do more push ups in your max.
