Hey /fit/ I know that eating late at night etc. is not useful in a quest for weight loss, but I get home from work late and then do a mainly cardio workout for 40-60 minutes. After this noting I would be going to bed within the next 1-2 hours should I have a protein shake or something or just stick with water and go to sleep?

Help is greatly appreciated from a future non fatty <3
