guys i can't cook anything, but this chicken breast that can be baked looks and tastes decent, it also has 34g of protein, i know you guys look down on "ready-frozen dinners" but this doesn't look that bad does it?

get your own chicken, crumb it. oven 180c 20-30 mins. turn once. remove from oven and place on plate. add salad. eat
