You will have a calorie deficit, the formula for the calories you are suppose to take in is somewhere on Stronglifts.com (the program you are doing), read it. There is tons of useful information on losing body fat and nutrition on there.
Also, if you are going for strength, I recommend Rippettoes starting strength. http://startingstrength.wikia.com/wiki/Starting_Strength_Wiki Very in depth explanations of all the excersize and uses Power Cleans which is a GREAT lift and every beginner should learn how to Power Clean.
