Eat more you skinny faggot. 5 meals a day, 600-700 calories per meal, with breakfast being the largest. You can eat just about anything but avoid foods high in processed sugars or saturated/trans fats. And make sure you're lifting heavy, not just hitting the gym once a week. 1-2 lbs. per week is ideal.
I used to think I was a hardgainer, but I've gone from 141 to 154 in 3 months. You can too. You'll get used to eating every 3 hours
