i just did vladimir putin workout and i'm a bit worried, it's the first time in years since i had a headache and now i have one that's crazy and making me randomly go to sleep and wake up. think i overdid it these last 2 days, am i going to be alright for tomorrow or should i take a rest?

yesterday: the fuckin' 400 (10x10 of 45# overhead squat, 95# back squat, 65# front squat, 55# thrusters)

today: vladimir putin 20-15-10-5 reps in rounds of ring push-ups, pullups, dips, knees to elbows, and GHD situps

any suggestions to stop the headache, i probably drank about 2 litres of water during the workout and another litre after and it's still hurting. maybe too much muscle breajkdown

Sounds like you strained a muscle that's now upsetting a nerve. Stretch really well (15+ minutes), then rest for a bit, and do it again.
