dear fit,I'm fairly tall 6'2" and about 185 lbs and have terrible posture. I'm working on the posture but I've wanted to start picking up some cardio too. Seeing as I can hardly stretch, I was wondering if there were other methods to strech out my hamstrings other than putting your feet together and touching your toes?
what do you want to do that for?Do some deadlifts, or yoga.
