What's the best way to lose the last few pounds of fat without sacrificing nutrition? My body fat is around 12%. I'm in pretty good shape (college athlete) and I don't want to lose any muscle from eating just vegetables and shit.

What are the best foods to eat that still taste good, and what kind of exercise should I do? Keep in mind that I already have practice 5-7 times per week, mostly light weight and agility stuff, and I am limited to foods commonly found in college dorms.

eat everything you do right now, and do everything you do right now

but eat about 300 calories less than normal each day.

problem solved.

OP here. Often my dining hall serves good red meat and really bad chicken. Are there any benefits at all to red meat over chicken/fish?

red meat contains more iron
depending on the meat, it tastes better too...
don't really know much else about the differences

red meat is usually alot fattier, and is cooked in a less health-conscious way(eg, serving with jus, cooking with fat, etc)
