So what does /fit/ think of the old Bread and Water diet, while taking multivitamins of course. Is this a prime way of losing fat? I'd figure since you get the energy from carbs, you'd be burnign those on top of fat, while not gaining any

Your body will store what you've got and you won't lose anything, just be ever so slightly unhealthy.

Well, assuming that i do have a healthy amount of meat every week, I also said that i'd be taking a multivitamin, like Centrum Performance, it has like 200% of every kind of vitamin and mineral i'd want.

Your body only processes like 15% of vitamins from pills. The rest it'll just piss out. You have to get a majority of your nutrients through foods.

Thing is that i have this horrible hatred for veggies, i'm 5'8 5'9 at 170 i'm not a fatty...but i don't want to hti that stage, i love junk food and hate veggies, fruits are good, i drink alot of grape jucie and other fruit juices. Though I can survive off of bread and water, which seems like my only bareble alternative

also, aside from being a horrible idea, and haveing your colon get more backed up then rush hour traffic, but as soon as you get you target weight and start eating regularly again, you gonna get fatter than before.

I didn't like veggies either. But if I stew the stuff in olive oil and mix it with some rice I can it it. Oil and fat make everything tasty :3

generally, but not entirely, you could get away with just eating fruits to replace vegetables, they're sweeter.

but throw in some baby carrots ALREADY PEELED and that might be good too.

put tasty things on salads, including pepper, salt, virgin olive oil to hold it all, maybe a tiny bit feta cheese just get it interesting.
