Workout Anonymous
Hey /fit/, what do you think of my workout, am i missing anything? (its takes me about an hour and a half)
This is roughly the order i follow:

Stretches,
20 Crunches,
40 Side Crunches (20 left, 20 right),
60 Bicycle Kicks,
10 Leg Raises
Plank (60 secs)
Side Plank (20 secs left,20 secs right)
20 Back Raises/Crunches? (lying on stomach, hands under forehead, raise head and arms up)
Run for 5 mins
Row 1000m

Also, break the 3x10 mentality. Do some reading.
