I haven't been able to have cereal of any description with milk (read here at all) for more than a decade. I have to buy a fresh carton any time I want to have cereal, and since they only come as small as a pint at a time (which invariably gets wasted by some fuckwad making coffee and leaving it out to go sour) is wasteful and expensive. There is a fridge at work though, I've considered the possibility of keeping milk there, but I don't trust a lot of the people I work with after 6 Nutri-Grain bars (btw, win or fail?) went missing from inside a box, within a tied up plastic bag. (theives basically)
Right now my breakfast is usually a baguette from the canteen at work. They make them fresh, about 8/9" long, and I try to get wholemeal if they have it in stock. Usually I get it filled with Tuna+Cucumber or Ham+Lettuce+Cucumber+Tomato.
I can get plenty of water at work.
Beyond this, I have no idea. Could I substitute some of my water intake with milk? Like drink a pint a day + some water?
What else do I need to eat during a day? I looked up the "food pyramid", but it's not very specific about what to eat, when, or in what quantities. (no really, how much is a cup? AKA how long is a piece of string?)
