Hey /fit/. I'm going to be doing HIIT tomorrow.Question:How do you guys keep track of time while running? I will be doing 1 minute run, 30 second sprint but I don't know how to keep track of time and when to begin my sprint.???
Sprint as hard as you possibly can, until you can't sprint anymore... this should be around 80-100m if you're in decent shape. That's about the length of one side of a standard running track.
