Hey guys, I'm 17 5'9'' and about two years ago I weight 190 lbs, now I'm down to 170 lbs. Checking my body fat (13.80%) I'm in between ideal and average (my frame is sort of large).

Does /fit/ think I should start weight training or should I do something else?
