eurofag here. i lost 30 pounds in 2 weeks(yes, i know, unhealthy) by eating mainly nuts, but also eating much cheese. saturated fat is not what kills you, it's the calories from everything. cheese is high in saturated fat, but somehow the french are all thin.

in other words, cheese is delicious, and fine to eat on a diet.
