Here's an excuse free heart pumper. You can do it in your own home, no equipment necessary:
Do each item for 30 seconds, do this set 5 times over: Burpees Mountain Climbers Jumping Jacks Burpees Mountain Climbers Scissor Kicks Rest Rest
You'll be trying to gag your heart out it's so intense. But if you keep it slow, it shouldn't be too bad.
