Trust me just say no! It's better to use some pink dumbells in the aerobics room for sets of 100 reps, or balance on a swiss ball! These kind of workouts are functional. Now ask me, when in your lift are you ever going to have to squat something? never! the back squat is a terrible exercise bad for your knees, stick to machines and cardio! Muscles are gross anyways, as anybody who has a noticeable amount of muscle is a serial killer with an iq of less than 80. Remember, getting strong and big is far too easy and bad for you! try and stay within a happy mediocre, ease back if you approach your bodyweight on any exercise. Girls absolutely hate muscles anyways, and why else would you be going to the gym. We all know anybody who is big is also a homosexual, this has been scientifically proven. You can spot them by how hard they try in the gym. Pathetic! Protein is bad for you! you can ruin your kidneys forever, best to not eat any of it. Switch to soy! its far healthier than skim milk, besides who wants all that nasty testosterone anyways.
There much better, wouldn't wanna be called a big ol' meathead now would I? because we certainly shouldn't take advice from the people who can gain and lose fat to their exact specifications day in and day out. no, we should listen to 150lb pale flabby PT guy who knows a thing or two about fitness, and can customize the ultimate workout for you using only machines.
