Stop being so anorexic or a hungry whale. Don't eat fast food everyday, cakes, sweets, chocolate cookies. Make shit at home 6 days out of 7 have high protein, carbs and essential fats in your meals. Don't eat big meals, eat small, 5-6 meals. Drink water, 100% juice Oats, pasta, lean chicken, eggs, fish are excellent foods.
