lifting weights isnt going to help much at all, if you want to lose the fat than youre gonna have to do regular cardio. cardio burns fat, even if you have a chisled body your not gonna see it until you run off the MOOBS. hope this helps man

I have a very mild case of gynecomastia, where at single digit body fat levels it is barely noticeable. Right now I'm sitting between 15-18% (lol dieting over Christmas fff), but when I was at 10% they were so non existent that I didn't even feel bad about taking my shirt off.Whether you've got the real deal or just fat tits, fat loss is going to either make it disappear entirely or greatly improve the look.
