I'm in a pickle. My BMR is anywhere from 2200-2400 a day, but I only eat about 1300 calories each day. I think my huge (not fully intended) deficit is making it near impossible for me to make much progress-- I'm trying to lose a bit of fat, etc etc. I can't seem to force myself to eat more... I just will end up cutting back on something that I'm supposed to eat later in the day. I'm already having to eat peanut butter in order to get the 1300 in... but I do enjoy the peanut butter.So /fit/, should I try some sort of drink with some nutritional value and not just empty calories, or do I keep doing what I'm doing? Or... any other ideas?
Protein shakes. I have the same problem and they make up over half my DCI.
I'm in a worse pickle. My BMR is only 1900 and I'm trying to cut but apparently you fucking die if you consume less than 1500 per day.
