Wow, another lazy bastard who slowly tacked on the pounds and now wants them to magically disappear. Even if you did wake up one day 50-100 lbs lighter, your bad habits will cause you to slowly gain all that weight back. Stop living off of soda (even the diet shit will keep you addicted to super-sweet foods) and start choosing more healthy foods and activities.
If you really want to lose the weight, it's going to take time, energy and dedication. It's like you're running a race with a friend, but you decide to walk for a while. Your friend keeps jogging, and slowly the distance between you two increases. Now, suddenly, you are all alone and your friend is so far ahead of you that you can barely see him. To catch up, you need to run faster than him, and you can't slow down until you are with him again.
