Well see I thought I was eating well, within acceptable levels to get what I needed and lose weight. I wasn't ever tired, I was running every day, but the weekend hit and everything went to shit. It's been like this for a long time, it seems like if I don't eat perfectly every day, and exercise everyday, I'll sit here hovering around 175 and look shitty forever. My cheat day is what threw me off.... opened the doorway for weakness. So I guess the only thing I'll ever be able to eat is protein and vegetables and water if I want to lose weight?
