Look at your diet. Some of the food you're eating may be causing it. Try staying away from caffeine products for a while and drink water. Force yourself to stay awake an entire day and then get a perfect 8 hour sleep, making sure you fall asleep at an appropriate time, such as ten or eleven, and when you wake up, stay up. Eventually your sleep patterns will level out. Also, try running and exercising. You get much more restful sleep that way.
