I'm on the varsity team for my university... running all year round, and if I take a week off from training, and then come back, the first few practices are always a nightmare when it's the winter. To minimize discomfort, dress even warmer, perhaps moreso than you usually do. That will help you adapt to the cooler weather. If you get too hot during the run you can always lose a layer. After a few days you should be OK
Also, a 4 month break is huge... so that will also hurt you. Just keep at it!
