Hello /fit/. Yesterday i heard my son tell me he was going to lose weight. Well, i told him how should he change his way of eating and that he should exercise more. Well, hes already doing great with the food (He now eats LOTS of vegetable and fruit, instead of hamburgers and other fatty foods) and he exercises quite much aswell. The question is, how much time it will take him to lose 22 pounds of weight? He is only 14 so i suppose growing will also take a bit of weight off him.
