Making the most of a little Anonymous
Hi. I'm in college. Despite this, I often go to classes. I was wondering if there was anything I could be doing during History to improve my shape.

Don't get me wrong; I have no illusions that I'll turn into Fabio by sitting on my ass all day. But I sit down a lot in classes, and I'm wondering if there's anything I could be doing during that time. Multitaking, y'know?

I tend to just bob my legs up and down a lot fairly fast under the desk. I do feel a very mild "burn", but is this even worth the effort? Am I just wasting time?

5'11", 230 lbs, male.

Your first task is to STOP EATING SO GOD DAMN MUCH.

No, letting your legs bob will do piss-all for your love handles.

30 minutes 2-3 times a week. That's all the cardio it takes. Don't like it? Then enjoy your fat ass, asshat.

You go to class to learn. You don't need to be doing shit ALL the time to burn fat. All you need to do is adjust your calorie intake based on your lifestyle, whether sedentary or active. A somewhat decent program you can use is CalorieKing (there's a crack for it too) so you can track your meals.

Nutrition is half the battle.
