Alright /fit/ I need some help. I am going to get a gym membership next week once I have been paid and I will be going with a good mate of mine. What should be my main priority first, cutting or bulking up. My legs are pretty strong for me at the moment and I can squat 250lb and deadlift 300lb but my upper body is severely lacking. I guess it's just genetics, my father has stupidly strong legs, but a somewhat average chest. I weight 165lb at the moment so what routines should I follow, I can work out 4 times a week, maybe 5 at a push. I don't know what exercises really to follow.

No you can't. You don't have the traps/lats for even a 225 deadlift. You don't have the forearms for it, nor do you have the delts for it. No you don't have compact muscle, you're a weak little liar. Shut the fuck up.
