Hey /fit/,I basically were a fat bastard, due to some changes in my life it transformed into a sporting machine. I started seeing a difference in a couple of months as I run for about 1-2hours daily and I live on salads and vitamin pills. My belly dissappeared, I still have very slight manboobs but overall I'm slim for a guy that's pretty much big boned. I'm always under the 2500 kcal a day. Actually on some days I don't manage to get above 1k kcal ( but this on days that I'm too tired to cook :P ). Anyhow, the satisfaction from excercising each day is gone, don't get me wrong I'm addicted to running but I just feel empty. This might be related to my past as I've been through hard times but tell me /fit/ what do you do to make yourself feel good?
