hey /fit/, smallfag trying to get big here.after every workout my arms are close to twice as big as normal, but about 15 minutes after they shrink even smaller than before.i tried eating protein immediately after my workout today but i'm not sure if i had eaten enough. i had dinner just now, about 3 1/2 hours after i finished my workout and my arms are still not much bigger.is this normal?what can i do to maintain my arms as big as they were right after working out?
what exercises,reps,sets,etc?
