Pushups ARE useless. That is, for building size and strength compared to other things like bench press, flys and so on. They are however good for stamina and endurance, I will give them that. Also, 100 squats? Seriously what the fuck? When I said moar squatz, I meant every work out should include them not DO 100 LOL.
