im 122kg
this is my workout is it ok? all i have is a 12.5kg dummbell

17-20 push ups with backpack
40 crunches
25-30 squats with backpack
30-35 twist curls
30-40 half curls
20 curls
the i do the excercise where i have one knee on a chair i bend over and make a 90 degree angle with my arm holding waits and i move my forearm upwards (dont know what they are called)
how long will it take to get me tooo 110kg if i keep doing these and oh btw if i get stronger ill keep increasing reps as i go i usually do them till i cant do any more

Don't do push-ups with additional weight if your doing it every day.
How long will it take you to go to 110kg? Depends on your diet.

umm ive got a shit diet i eat like.....
3 meals a day anything for breakfast
subway for lunch and
a normal dinner meat veges and potatos
