4 whole eggs, 2 slices 12 grain, 2 bananas 5 fish oils 2 salmon fillets, 2 cups rice, cucumber 5 fish oils 2 hamburgers, salad, 5 fish oils workout 2scoops whey, 1 spoon BCAA 2 scoops dextrose 5 fish oils 1 steak, 5 small potatoes, steamed veggies, 5 fish oils big bowl of walnuts and almonds, 2 tins tuna, 2 raw eggs, 5 fish oils 2 scoops whey, 1 chug olive oil, cucumber, 2 raw eggs, 5 fucking fish oils.
