Do I decided to try to fast to lose some weight and it's going well.

Normally my appetite is huge but now it feels like I don't have one at all.

Is this normal?

If you starve yourself your body will go "OMFG I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH FOOD. MUST CONSERVE CALORIES." and your metabolism will plummet. Then when you start eating again it will take a while to get it back to normal. You will gain weight because of that. Get yourself to eat 2000 calories a day. Actually you should calculate your BMR and then calculate for activity during the day, then subtract 500 calories from that. DON'T go with the "2000 calorie diet" as posted on nutrition facts.

a friend of mine use to fast to de-tox. he would go almost a week with only water and i guess very little food(dont know what food that was). he was a big guy too, was into MMA for years
