Hey /fit/, skinny fag here 130 LBS 5'9. Need to work on cores, what's the best kind of workout?So far the only one I know is to straighten posture, and strengthen lower back muscles. Currently, have no possession of weights but I'm going to the gym soon.Inb4 Squatz

deadlifts, squats, front squats, overhead squats, clean and jerk, snatch, turkish get ups, ab rollouts, GHD situps, planks (front and sides), L-hangs, L-sits, L-pullups, GHD situps... etc
