I was just thinking about posting a thread like this. Just come from a 1200m varsity piece - 1.44.6. not shit hot by any means but I'm getting there. Haven't done a 2k for a loooong time. - my last time was a 1.54.4 before crimbo. and my last 6k was a 2.04.4

no - no callus on my tail bone, but hands are shredded. and yes; I love watching the failboats trying to erg whilst watching the telly and chatting with their fellow failboat.

Just barely sub 1:30 for a 500m sprint. The last time I rowed for a moderately long time was a 4k in 14:56, but that about a month ago. I'm not sure if I'd do better or worse now.
