Sup /fit/?
I'm a 17 year old male, around 6 foot 2. I despise my body, despite having visible muscle, it's only because i'm skinny.
I have no gym equipment, and therefore resort to Sit ups - Pull ups and push ups. I wish to have ALOT larger biceps, and larger pectoral muscles, aswell as forearms.
What excersizes can i do that will help me?

do your pushups at an incline and/or more explosively. do jumping exersizes and pistol squats for the legs. pullups work your biceps, keep doin em. for your hands, hold heavy stuff.

Awesome thanks. I struggle to do a large amount of normal push - ups as it is, but i cant expect to be good straight away. Thanks for the help.

get a belt, throw 50 pounds on your waist and do weighted chinups.
