Hai /fit/, How effective is bicycle training for cardio? I generally ride about 20 miles a day but i'm wondering if I should ride around shorter and do some HIITZ and use a really high cadance. I ask this right now because I'm plateauing at around 160 pounds, I actually gained a few pounds but I think it's mainly muscle because my thighs are getting xbawks heug with muscle.Soooo, bicyclan, effective or not?
I do, if only so I get to mix it up a little. It's not that I have low discipline but I'm not a machine either, I like to HIIT jumprope one day and bike the next.

You could change where you bike. 20 miles on nice flat is a lot different than an area with many hills. I think you'd see the most noticeable difference from that.
