I've never really come to this board before and I'm looking for some general advice. I used to be pretty overweight (not really fat), but lost a significant amount of weight last year. I got skinny, but not really in shape. I've probably regained 10+ pounds because the diet wasn't really healthy or sustainable.

I'm not terribly active, but have a general idea of what I plan on doing based on what I enjoy. Here's a vague outline of my workout plan, based more on upper body because I have scrawny arms. Tips/comments would be appreciated, as would notes on diet.

Lifting wieghts (10 lbs)
Sit-ups/Crunches
Bike Riding (~15 miles/day)

I had a set of weights similar to yours, basically they are useless if your somewhat fit. I'd get yourself some heavier weights or join the gym.
