hi /fit/, so basically my friend is having a big pool party in a month...there will be lots of hot girls..so i have one month to get like super ripped and shit...heres my routine, tell me what you think.

Monday:Chest day, pec deck machine and bench press machine, and some situp and crunches
Tuesday:Arm day, biceps curls, hammer curls, preacher curls, forearm curls
Wednesday:Run 1 mile at a fast pace
Thursday:Shoulders, lat pull downs, side raises and front raises, and crunches
Friday:Situps and crunches
Saturday:Run 1 mile
Sunday: rest day

is this a good routine? will it get me ripped and get me pussy?

I think you should work some lower body exercises in there like deadlifts and squats.

Running for a mile isn't going to give you leg definition.

Even then, you want to put your body under as much stress as humanly possible. A three hundred pound Deadlift targets damn near every muscle in the body, not only the legs. That heavy of a compound movement will flush the body with testosterone, supporting growth. This is not something that will be achieved with curls.

Do not use machines, use free weights.
Also fuck the situps/curls, do Full-Contact Twists. If you actually want a routine.
