quick question /fit/I'm 6' and 158 lbs, slightly smaller than your average joe when it comes to body mass.I want to slim down and bulk up in the next 3 months, but i'm not too sure if i should cut then bulk or bulk then cut.which should i do first?pic unrelated

Just eat 5 meals a day..And Exercise, bulking and cutting is a fad. Just get you're nutrition and think of food as fuel for your day..the more you do, the more you eat.
