Here's the deal. 5'8, 255(weight may have went down since doing Tennis) and In desperate need to lose major fat ass/thighs and moobs. I have no means to get to a gym. I can however use a treadmill and practice tennis or whatever. Maybe some squats w/o weights or some sit ups? Anything, /fit/?

Tennis is great for cardio.
I also suggest outdoor running (it's a lot better than using a treadmill).

Just cut out the crap from your diet, stay active, and the results should start pouring in.

My regular diet is primarily oatmeal, cream of wheat, no lunch usually, and whatever for dinner. stayed away from soda for a long time, only drinking water.

Eat a large breakfast, a medium sized lunch, and a small dinner. If you only eat healthy meals, that will keep you metabolisim going, and you'll loss weight faster if you combine that with a run, try to run as far as you can, then walk half a mile, then run as far as you can then walk half a mile, and repeat till you're done with your running. Mix that with the tennis and if you've got soem weights, and there ya go. You'll be fit and feel great before ya know it.

Oh btw, the large meal is to get you started and get the energy for the day, the medium lunch is to keep that energy going, and the small dinner is because you'll be going to bed soon and you dont want a heck of alot of energy right before you slepp cuz that turns all to fat.
