Hey all.

I stopped running cause the doc said I should. Knee pain not so much during, but now and then. Especially when descending stairs.

Said I'll end up having osteoarthritis when I'm older. Said to do quad exercises to strengthen. Does /fit/ have any exercises they would recommend to strengthen and help eliminate the pain?

Currently I ride an exercise bike, but the pain still comes and goes.

see a chiropractor. they'll fix you up, so you can handle those exercises better.
