hey /fit/, i'd like your opinion.today i knocked my knee on a door. look at pic for the spot. i had a bruise but now it dissapeared. i ran home without too much problem, expect that my knee kinda hurts when i push with it. (standing on the left foot, lowering myself then pushing).is it bad if i do squats today? i do 135.. and also, can i wear crocs?

Just do squats. If you feel your knee is hurting, go a bit easier today and use less weight than normal.That really should not be needed, though.
