Skinnyfag who benches at home here. Because I am working out alone, I always do a weight that I know I can do at least five reps of. I started at 70 and increased weight by five or ten pounds whenever I could do 3 sets of 10 comfortably at that weight. It turned out that I was increasing the weight on my bench about every 2 weeks, but now I am at 95 pounds and can barely pull out six reps. I have been doing it for a while and I still find it just as hard.

What am I doin rong?
