i do weights about 5x a week and cardio about once or twice. i really should switch to 3x weights/wk and 5x cardio because my goals are to lose weight, not get huge, but here i am with a fat gut and huge muscles. i can curl 60 lbs, but i'm still a waist 38 at 5 foot 10. i fucked up :/

wednesday - Legs/abs
thursday - HIIT
friday - CURLZ BRAH! (bi's, and tri's)
Saturday - rest.
