so when it comes to bulking do you generally always get alot of unwanted fat you have to cut off or do you only get that if you dirty bulk?

just worried because I still have some slight bitch tits left over from my 4 or 5 month cut and I've been only lifting for the past 2, if anything I want to get rid of them instead of contribute to them, though that and my gut look like they could go at any second now

so when I lift and my muscles dont get any bigger do I pretty much just keep doing the same weight, and maybe get some minimal strength gains till I can bulk again?

like if I need to keep lifting throughout another 6 or so weeks of cutting or else I'll lose what I worked 2 months for?
