So, this thing says my BF is at 10-11% but I can't see my abs even though I regularly train them during my workouts. Could it be because I'm an ex-fatass with a lot of excessive leftover abdominal skin?

And yes I do plenty of SQUATZ as well.

Also, OP, those plastic buggers are said to be accurate, but I wouldn't trust it with anything more than a comparative measure. Those bitches measure in millimeters...that means if you've grabbed too much or too little skin, the results can be skewed -- especially if you've got a lot of skin around your stomach.
