>>374140 I'm about 6 foot 2, so I should be on the high side of 80. I'm thinking I won't stop until I get there.
>>374249 Diet is cut down on meal sizes, and eat healthier. Lunch is now almost always chicken. I have a piece of fruit for morning and afternoon tea. Dinner is anything. (Anything that's not insanely high in fat)
Exercise wise, walk 20 minutes a day minimum. I play soccer once a week, so I train another day. I've taken up skipping, so I do that on top. It's 20 minutes min, plus anything else.
I do weights as well. Even though they're only small (curls at 7 kilos, presses at 11) I do them every second day. I do squatz on the opposite day, though I haven't done it lately because I've done something to my knee.
I cut out softdrinks, and chocolate, and any sort of 'snacks' that isn't fruit.
The only time I 'go crazy' is once a week, and it's only one meal. That means that I might go out and eat somewhere, even if it's a healthy meal I still count it as my cheat meal.
