Your gonna regret this but oh well. If you want to gain weight, you need to train ALOT and eat ALOT. Start by lifting weights and doing muscle training. Dont do stamina training such as jogging or running through some course or w/e. You should also eat alot all day long. Have many small meals and 2 big meals. A small breakfest, a small meal before dinner, eat a big dinner, have a small meal before evening and eat something 2-3 hours before you go to bed.

and u dont need to eat loads of protein, they just make u have to go to the toilet an awful lot >.< ull get all the protein you need from the regular meals.

Oh if you want to become fat just eat mcdonalds everyday.

Eat moar.

I just set a personal record for my dinner.
500g ground beef steak, and 1kg of oven baked french fries.

Should be around 2720 calories for that.
Not healthy in any way, but I need a lot.

500 g protein = 2000 calories
1 kg = 1000 g carbs = 4000 calories

enjoy your 6000 calories

I'm not following. Beef should be around 19g protein and 220 calories per 100g.
