Hello /fit/I need to get in shape for the up comming hockey season but I have no way. I cannot run on a hard surface because I get shin splints, my calves cramp up and my knees begin to hurt and I'm nowhere close to a free gym or a cheap gym. Are cardio bikes good? If so does anybody know any good brands? My old highschool had cardio bikes that I used to ride but they were uncomfortable as fuck.
Man up and ignore the shin splints.
