Sup fit. I don't have much money, and I prefer working out at home to going 15 miles out of my way to work out, so gym membership is pretty much out of the question for me. Can I do a full body workout utilising squats, crunches, a pullup bar, pushups and running, or are there muscles these cannot target effectively?

Finally, are free-standing heavy bags as good as hanging bags or are they shit?

1000+ body weight squats per day, you don't need equipment

I'm going into the navy in March, I don't think that's especially practical considering I'll be in the navy the next 6 years, at minimum.

Not op, but in a similar situation. Are there any purely body weight exercises that will work my obliques? If so, what might they be?
