hey /fit/, this is me.

how the fuck do i get rid of my love handles?

is it simply a matter of reducing my BF%, and that they're just going to be the last thing to come off?

just need some inspiration :/
>> Anonymous
lose some more weight and they will go
>> Anonymous
think so? i am even considering lipo
>> faggot !kzxLmJyzX.
Cardio, lifting, proper diet.
>> Anonymous
damn bro, you look kinda like me, cept my legs are more cut, my upper body is more cut, and a lil less fat on my belly, but damnit its still there. yeah its a matter of fatloss (not weightloss), keep at it and be patient--the love handles are probably going to be the last thing to go. judging by the picture, id say 20 lb of fat gone aught to do you good beyond your expectations.

Get some fucking discipline and stick it out for a few months. Getting lipo is not the long-term solution, in all likelyhood you will end up putting it back on through poor knowledge of exercise & diet.

rofl you had to tan + pull up your pants in the new pic, rite?

these look like pictures for a tv infomercial about weight loss when the people look sad/pale in the before pics and look happy/healthy in the new pics.

i loled pretty hard at the pants thing though. way to be creative. you're so fucking gay.

other than that you've made some progress, keep it up.

i took the shots to track my own progress, really.. and if you compare where my boxer briefs are in the two shots, they aren't really pulled up that much, except i didn't see that my ass crack was showing so i fixed that in future instance after the first pic :P

>>226714

can anyone post before/after pics in a similar situation?
>> faggot !kzxLmJyzX.
>>226721

I never took any timeline pics, but it would have been a good motivator to see 310lb down to under 200lb (in approx. 4 months from now).

Yeah, because spot reduction totally burns body fat.

And exists.

so /fit/, when is the best time to eat surrounding exercise? I mean both real meals and also protein shakes, etc.
>> Anonymous
Good progress OP but your scoliosis is pretty fucking bad. Go get that shit checked out, you have a serious list to starboard.
>> Anonymous
Op needs to place some of that fat on his ass

damn that sucks for me then. shouldn't have ate all that pizza when i was 13.

OP needs to gain some muscle, he hase none, this will help lose fat drastically.

expecially needs stronger legs. being able to cycle far or run far doesn't count

also. see a chiropractor. your back has a fucked up curve in it, get that adjusted before you hit the squats and deads
>> Anonymous
>>228283

OP here

shit you know i've never really noticed it but yeah somethings not correct about my back.

is this something a chiropractor could even fix? or am i fucked?
>> Anonymous
I also have a 'fucked up curve in my back', which is because, I think, one leg is longer than the other. make sure you go to multiple chiropractors and get them all to tell you separately without telling them what the previous person said, and if you find a few that can agree on your lifts or whatever, get them. make sure that any x-ray includes the tops of your femurs because that's the only way to tell if your leg lengths are different.
