So i've been hear fast weight loss when your fat = saggy skin.

What the highest possible weight I can lose without getting saggy skin?

hmmm don't think of it that way.

instead, lose weight but lose it SLOWLY and GRADUALLY. in other words, don't lose like 70 lbs in a month. extreme weightloss may seem good at first, but along with the fat being burned is lean body mass, which is why some people may get extra skin after losing weight (unless they're like super snorlax or something, then the skin wont be able to re-adjust so easily)

Well, I was 190+ about 2-3 months ago.
Now I'm around 150-155.

My skin isn't saggy or anything, but I do have some excess skin. Nothing that's like "OMGGROSS".
Gotta' do some SQUATZ 'n' shit.

Make sure you drink a lot of water too. This can really help keep your skin supple so it may not begin to sag.

just lift weights and do a lot of cardio exercises, don't just run the fat off or you will sag lul
