Schiff Melatonin Anonymous
sup, /fit/,

do you have any experience of Melatonin?
>> Tyler Durden
I have that kind. Got it from Costco. If I really want to fall asleep I take it an hour or two before my preferred bedtime and then I feel really tired. I get up at the right time and feel quite refreshed.

Of course, you could follow the directions as well ;)

Oh it works, trust me. It's the actual sleep hormone. I haven't used it in ages though.

Btw, don't get dependent on it because you might become an insomniac.

Then it should help. If not, go see a doctor. I assume you're going to university... is there a health clinic on-campus?

Sounds good, go with the melatonin. I try convincing my mom to try it cuz she has trouble sleeping.

I get melatonin free from the NHS.

Here's a tip: Don't tamper with your hormones and use self-discipline to find sleep.
