Alright /fit/. It's that time of year. Two-a-days. If you have ever played high school football you probably hate those words as much as me. Anyways, this isn't directed at weightlifting or running because i'm already in good shape from the summer workouts.

I was wondering whats the best food to eat before the 7:00-9:30am practice and after, as well as before the 5:00-7:00pm practice and after?

Hey it's that faggot that has like four sites just dedicated to his weight loss. What a narcissistic asswipe.

I think he has 5 now actually.

I hate that fucker.

I know. I went to one of them, and he has other sites on the side like most places do. What is on those other sites? Him. Goddamn.

To OP now that I'm done hating the picture that he gave us: Oh shit, you are in such crap. Anyway, eat a high carb meal in the morning or even the night before; it takes up to half a day for those carbs to completely break down into energy, and that will hopefully keep you going through that night practice. As for the monring? I hope you are an early worm.

High school football gets an undue amount of praise, worship, and funding; especially when you consider how low the standard for their grades and the actual physical work they have to do.

On the plus side, those people are going nowhere in their lives.

Well I do hear a bunch of people get really down on hs football and it's obviously jealousy. On the other hand they do get funding when schools are nearly broke, the jocks get cut breaks that nobody else would get, and yeah they don't really train hard or very often even correctly.. they're just young.

It's not so much jealousy as anger that they get more funding than any other sport while they do the least work and are, without a doubt, the stupidest

fuck. i hated two-a-days. we called ours "Camp Paradise". i usually didn't get up in time to eat breakfast. however, i also spent a lot of time warming the bench in high school.
