Just read the Naked Warrior and I like how Pavel thinks.

Should I follow his program? Is it good?

I read the first half of his book, and although I don't do just body weight and freeweight exercises, some of his techniques can be applied to general weight training. The second half of his book seems to just be variations of the pistol and the one handed push-up, so I didn't bother with those.

Reading his book made me change my routine a little bit, from doing 10 reps of sub-maximal weight lifting to 5 reps of absolute maximum that I could handle. Some wikipedia research also made me make this decision.

I thought the most helpful was the breathing techniques, and the small hints that allow you to push yourself a little harder (clenching your buttcheeks, firmly gripping the handlebar of a machine or freeweight, etc)
