10 to 15 pounds in 20 days Anonymous

Female Anon here. I am trying to lose about ten to fifteen pounds for an audition I have to go on at the end of this month. I will be having to show some skin, so I am looking to firm up my butt too. I need fast results. I do about 30 minutes on the stairmaster. Does anybody have any suggestions on diet and exercise to help me achieve my goal? ...and, no, I am not into drugs.

I do HIIT on Stairmaster for 20 min. Then I stop to do crunches (~200), go to the bathroom, get a drink, and run for 2 miles or 3 miles.

Try that out.
