Hey /fit/,
I've been overweight most of my life and over the past few years I've gotten taller which helped flatten out some of the stomach, but I still have a lot more i want to lose.
For about four days now i've been doing 50 situps and 20 pushups both when i wake up and right before supper. Is there anything else i should be doing exercise wise that will help me lose my excess stomash quicker?

Pushups and and situps won't really help you lose weight. I'd recommend you keep at them for other reasons, but they barely burn any calories. You need to do cardio at least 30 minutes a day. If you're just starting, walking is fine, but work your way up to running at a regular pace.

Alternatively, you could go the gym and weight train. For losing the fat, this isn't nearly as efficient as running, but they help you build muscle and it raises your metabolism. Best method is to do both.

If you're fat, chances are you rarely drink water and get most of your liquids from soda. Stop drinking sugary drinks altogether. You'll probably lose weight even if you don't change anything else in your diet.
