Anyway, hello. Something bad happened yesterday and I guess through being nervous about the whole ordeal and everything, I built up stress. It's like this kinda ball of tiredness in my chest. The thing is, I'm kinda over it now. Getting there, y'know. And I was wondering if there's any good ways to get rid of my body feeling stress, as I don't really anymore. I tried laughing at funny things, but to no avail. :(
