Guys, how does heart rate affect your workout? I do purely cardio workouts 5 days a week, and my resting heart rate is always between 100-110. I normally get it to peak around 185ish.Is a certain heart rate better for weight loss?No, OP is not a fatty anymore.
100-110? surely thats not healthy.. my resting heart rate is around 65, and i dont even do cardio.

Best case scenario: op can't count their pulseNormal resting heart rate should be 60-80. Anything over 90 is oh shi... range. Stop taking drugs including caffeine/nicotine and see a doctor.
Take your heart rate right when you wake up in the morning, its probably not that high.
