fastest way to become skinnier?
get hueggg (minimalise fat) and then lose it all (minimise muscle)?

Just starve yourself: minimises fat AND muscle.

No, because loosing the muscle will just result in a large gain of body fat, (provided you do increase your muscle mass by a significant amount, and then just stop training altogether to lose it).

I suggest wrapping yourself in gladwrap/cling-wrap for all you amerifags, and jumping on a tredmil for 20 minute interval sessions of say... 3. Do that daily, and you'll either die, or become very thin.
