Hey /fit/

First let me say I'm 6' 2 1/2" and 200 lbs even, and I will admit that I don't look to be in the best of shape and probably I'm not.

I work out (hardcore) about 3 times a week. This envolves cardio and lifting (I don't lift to much though, maybe about 95 and work my way to 120). And I pretty much work with 25lb weights everyday. And on top of all that I have a job that requires me lifting 50-100lb bags every day. I've been working out for about a month and a half now and had that job pretty much all my life.

But the thing is, first, I'm not tone at all, and second, my friend who works out 3 times a week and eats EVERYTHING looks to be in better shape than me (6 pack, pecks, etc.).

I think its probably how much I drink and eat, but I don't know.

TL;DR: I'm a countryfag who looks like shit and am damn tired of it, what can I do to look more tone and shit.

You need to change your diet and supplementation to something that will allow you to cut. Also working out HARDCORE 3 times a week isnt going to do shit for you if you dont know what the fuck you're doing. Do the proper research, the amount you lift isnt going to get you cut its how much you can lift at the right point til failure to build muscle mass with the right diet, eating pattern, and supplementation if you want good results.
