So what are the benifits of working out in the morning/afternoon/night?
I always hear/read contradiction opinions filled with falsehood and lies.

A family member had some insomnia problems(but he's still pretty healthy, so diet wasn't the problem) and the sleep clinic recommended he go for walks immediately after waking up, and also recommended that he not stay active 2-3 hours before going to bed.

I'd assume the sleep benefit is true for any type of workout.

In my experience, when I would work out early in the morning i would sleep like a baby at night, conversely when i worked out at around 7-8pm i would have trouble falling asleep (when trying to fall asleep around 11pm), now I only have time to work out in the afternoon (around 1 or 2pm) and prefer it, I feel like I can put more energy into my workouts and i've noticed better results

One good reason to workout in the morning is you are more likely to stick to the program. In the afternoon you are tired and more likely to skip a workout.
On a personal level I prefer the morning but can only do so on the weekend, which I usually do a loooooong bike ride. Then I am to tired to do anything else and take a long nap.
