Weight doesn't matter, bodyfat percentage does.
A normal one hundred fifty pound male may be considered thin, while a normal one hundred and fifty pound girl would be considered a little fatty. You need to take muscle mass into the equation.
Also, your problem is simple. You need to exert more calories than your body intakes. A deficit of 3500 calories will cause a single pound of fat loss.
You could try micromanaging your diet, and attempting to figure out how much you burn per day, and tinker like that for no reason.
Or you could cut out all liquids besides water, start exercising slightly more, eat six small meals a day, and clean up your diet. Unless you have some type of thyroid problem, the fat should just melt off.
