Hello /fit/. Fat bastard here. How effective is jogging up and down stairs at burning calories? Also, what are some warning signs that I should probably take a breather before I keel over? Right now it feels like I may throw up and/or die.

It's pretty decent, but your stage of wanting to keel over is probably weak for other /fit/ people

Hmm. I've jogged up them 22 times in ten minutes. Feel lightheaded. Should I lay down or drink a bottle of water?

it's best to not lay/sit down after exercise, walk around a little bit to cool down.

I thought I was the only one!

But it works both ways, you have to be a fucking idiot to get fat in the first place.

More a sad combination of geek tendencies and having sports shoved down my throat so hard as a child a grew to hate going outside.

Squats.

I would run up and down stairs, but I have a tendency to trip on the way down.
>> :O uravrgallknowinggod
just do the regular pushups squats and sit ups until you can no longer do them everyday and you should be able to remain relatively fit
