I'm going to attempt to make a delicious egg white omelette for breakfast tomorrow morning. It'll be my first one ever and I'm quite excited. I'm going to add tomato, onion, parsley, black olives, red peppers and some type of seasoning. I don't see how eggs can be bad for you, so I suggest everyone tries to make something as delicious an healthy as this sometime. I'm also trying to lose fat. 2 eggs or 3, /fit/?
