So my goal for the week is to have a beautiful perfect dump. I haven't had any of those in years. Basically it must be smooth, decent girth and length, not stringy or watery, one single lump, not having to force myself, no pre-farts, and "unsmelly" as possible. Optional: the type of dump where you wipe once but find out it wasn't necessary. What do I do and eat /fit/?

I get a couple of those non-wipes once in a while...

They make my day.

Really? I eat loads of oats; porridge every breakfast, and often a bowl of oats and fruit as a snack later. I have almost exclusively diarrhea. I've had it for ages.

pretty sure eating too much has the completely opposite effect

You've been shitting diarrhea for that long? Why did this become normal for you? You should talk to a doctor.

I'm too embarrassed, man. I'm also too scared about what he'll say.

Lots of fiber. Like, 40g/day.

Hm, there's got to be moar to this...do you drink coffee every morning? What about soda intake? There are a lot of foods/drinks (natural and artificial) that can keep you from taking that perfect shit.

...Does anyone else feel weird posting ITT?

You doctor doesn't care if you're shitting blood, well he probably does, because he notices something wrong.

Tell your doctor, bro.

How does red meat affect my poo?

If you constantly have diarrhea and you're eating a lot of products that contain gluten, you may be gluten intolerant (celiac). Might want to get a blood test done.

I take three very large, smooth shits a day which come quickly and with no force. Almost no smell, never messy.
High fiber diet and plenty of excercise, that's all.
