I'm about to make a sandwich comprised of:

- cheese bagel
- 2 slices of ham
- 2 slices of swiss
- hard-boiled egg
- mustard

is this alright by /fit/'s standards?

>- cheese bagel

No, isn't whole wheat.

>- 2 slices of ham

No, is a fatty, bad source of protein. Lean meats only.

>- 2 slices of swiss

Cheese in general should be avoided, but if you're going to have some, limit yourself to one slice.

>- hard-boiled egg

Fine.

>- mustard

Good

I have a sesame bagel I could use instead, but no dark bread in the house :(

I have no lean meat except chicken breast, but it's frozen and it's being saved for dinner

I never eat cheese ever, which is the real thing that prompted me to ask /fit/ in the first place

should I just have oatmeal instead?
