ah the BMI

one of the happiest days of all time was when i weighed in and found that i had made it to 'obese' with my mutherfucking 30. (6 ft, made it all the way from 170...)

i did 10 sets of snatch to celebrate

OP here, I'm assuming you're lifting and becoming "obese" was your goal right? becoming "overweight" is my goal in the short/mid term

not a goal per se...but to make myself remotely competitive for strongman, weightclasses for 'lightweight' start @ <231 (roughly) regardless of height
so i wasnt going to 'give' any extra weight to my competitors. also it allowed me to cut and compete at 220 for PL
(altho i was still incredibly underweight for my height/leverages)

made it up to 240, never over 18%.
