It's not like we have nothing to eat but sugar. Those people, over a period of time, had to adapt to survive to their environment. Their bodies said, "hmm, I'm gonna have to survive without certain key elements of nutrients, I better figure out a way to live." Of course, this being an exaggeration, but you get the picture.
And I never fucking said it was a sugar diet. I'm just saying that sugar (certain kinds) are not as bad as people think they are. I never said consume a fuckload of sugar or anything like that...
