Proteins and other supplements Anonymous
Sup /fit/.
My teacher told us yesterday that with a natural average intake of 75g of proteins and an actual expenditure of 30 g, the liver acts like the rest is just carbs that we literally just blow away. In other words, protein supplements don't work.
I just started with Optimum Whey Protein. I'm already pretty built, but I want to lost a little more fat and I'm taking the proteins to not lose the muscles with it. Is it a bad idea?

Also, ITT we state our supplements and if they actually work (I don't mean you just get big, I mean you get bigger/leaner than when you were not using them).

My teacher said the same thing. "All you weightlifters out there buying protein, your wasting your money, you get enough protein as it is and your just pissing it out later." I think he means if you drink like 3 or 4 shakes a day, I would agree with him. But if your drinking one after you workout, maybe throw in some eggs/oats/peanut butter. Its a full meal in 3 minutes.

Does anyone have a reputable study that proves it works? The only one I could find was this one, and it combines creatine + whey, so it could be all the creatine...

how can your gay teacher not know that your just pissing out the protein from food ?

HES A FAGGOT

i never gave a big shit for legal supplements, but his argument sucks big time.

If you can't grow without supplements then youre not gonna get a lot further with them.
