>>242933 I'm really not sure what the fuck you are talking about, but if you are talking about doing multiple sets of reps with strength training exercises, you should do all your sets in one sitting with about 30 seconds between, OR you can do "supersets" which would be like doing your set of reps for one muscle group (hammer curls for example) followed immediately with your set of reps for an opposing muscle group, (in this example tricep pushdowns) and then take 30 or so seconds and continue with the next sets.
