Hey there /fit/, I have a problem. I went to the gym for about 7 months to shape myself up, since my job takes up too much of my time and i began to feel like my body is losing it. It all worked great and i got my old shape back. However just over a month after i stoped training, i had a kidney stone - and it was the most fucked up pain ever. Is it possible for it to have formed because of the training ? I didnt push myself too hard or anything too, However kidney stones have been in my family for a long time. I want to start working out again, but im scared shitless because of this - i never want to experience another stone again, and i know that it can happen at my time, but i dont want to encourage it. Any advice ?

Kitney stones ARE NOT caused by working out, look at your diet and what you're eating.

Go to you Doctor and see what he says about it.

Maybe you're lacking vitamins and enough water or something.

I've heard that creatine can cause kiney stones. Maybe i heard wrong, i dunno.
