You do realize that if you buy the pizza you'll eat the whole thing right?
That's at least 1400 calories. When I'm trying to lose weight, that's my daily total. So eat the pizza and expand your stomach and feel good for two hours, then spend the next day regretting it and being starving because your stomach expects the next meal to be the same size, meanwhile you're already in damage control so you'll try to eat an even smaller than average meal.
Go make 4 slices of toast, or a couple of bowls of cereal. It'll fill you up, come in under 1000 calories, and you won't be starving the next day.
