So this summer I finally decided I need to get in shape.Two weeks ago I weighed 185lb at 6' 0'' and now I weigh 191lbI've been hitting the treadmill five days a week for 20-30mins each day, been doing 50 push ups and 50 crunches every night before I sleep and I've actually gained weight.I've been eating a lot of meat and fruit; what am I doing wrong?
fruit is high in calories, especially things like bananas and papaya. red meats are also relatively high in fat content. what have you been eating exactly then?
You've either put on muscle or gained water-weight or didn't weigh yourself under the same circumstances each time.
