Hi /fit/

I was wondering if there are any fat-burning excersises that can be done in place, without too much sound? I don't want to wake up my neighbours.

I'd go run around my village, but the problem is my starting capacity is just too low. I can maybe jog for 5 minutes and then I'm out of breath and start getting headaches.. my longues hurt real quickly, I'm not sure why.

Well anyway, if /fit/ can help me, thanks alot.

So jog for 5 minutes, slow to a walk and catch your breath, jog for 5 minutes, slow to a walk and catch your breath, etc.

Don't come up with silly excuses. Every fatty that I know has stupid bullshit excuses for why they can't lose weight. Just get out there and do it, that is the only way you are going to increase your stamina.

or try biking. thats what helped me lose my 15 kg(35 lbs approx) of overweight.
