/fit/, is this peanut butter good? I tried it recently. It smells more like actual peanuts, and I thought it tasted very good. I got it at Whole Food, it's called Better'n Peanut Butter.

It's only 4g protein, you can get about 50g in a can of tuna.

I like the look of that. Might pick some up. The only problems with it are that it's not a whole lot of protein (but just as much as normal peanut butter, per calorie) and it has some added sugar. But it's clearly not much sugar.

I say go for it if, like me, you need your peanut butter fix every once in a while.

PROTEIN IS THE ONLY NUTRIENT YOU NEED

It has half the calories, so half the protein. This way, you can have twice the peanut butter with the same calories and same protein. Not bad!

How the fuck big is that can?

0/10

It has more carbs and less protein. Read the ingredients. It's Peanuts with the fat sucked out of them, and tapioca syrup to make it not taste like shit. It's decent if you already have a large intake of unsaturated fats in your diet, but, otherwise, I'd stick with regular Peanut Butter.

my peanut butter's ingredients read: peanuts, salt.

if you ask me, that's one too many ingredients.

what do you use?

Even by KRAFT peanut butter is better than that. It has 50% of fat per weight and about 20% of proteins.

Screw that, hes asking because he probably enjoys it, not that its super healthy. Everyone knows that PB is full of fat and calories.

In terms of PB, 'natural' is OK for taste but they use less ingredients (if thats a concern for you). Commerical PB is much better tasting esp. kraft crunchy.

If you want low cal PB, get that PB in the pic and put some sucralose in it. Makes it taste much better with no added calories.

WRONG
OPs PB is much lower if you read the label correctly

My peanut butter's ingredients list is this:

Peanuts

That's it. If you have anything more than that in it, you're a faggot and shouldn't eat your disgusting peanut butter.

I eat Adam's Natural Unsalted Crunchy, by the way. :P

If it has anything more than peanuts and salt your peanut butter fucking fails.

It's not candy, stop adding sugar into it.

It's not hard to stir the oil back in and stick it in the fridge. It doesn't need trans fatty oils to keep it solid.

It's sitting in a fucking fridge, it doesn't need preservatives either. STOP ADDING CHEMICALS.

Fucking pig disgusting american food corporations.

you're supposed to refrigerate peanut butter? oops.

Natural peanut butter is just peanuts, nothing more.

Therefore, natural is better.

You don't really have to. Just don't be a filthy cock and lick the knife before you stick in in the peanut butter. Real (read: peanuts and salt) peanut butter has a shelf life of months after being opened as long as you don't introduce your mouth bacteria to the equation.

Heh i tend to lick the knife and use it again over and over.

That's because they use 'defatted peanut flour' and a shitton of other ingredients. What is peanut butter without peanut butter?

Well, there is some peanut butter. I look at it the same way>>140477does, actually.
