I decided to take up eating red grapes, after hearing that the grapes will help you live longer before kicking the bucket. However since the source of power comes from the skin of the red grapes and not the flesh, I find it tiresome flaying the skin of the grapes and eating them. I also don't drink wine, so that sucks more. Any advice?

What's wrong with eating the flesh?

>grapes will help you live longer before kicking the bucket.

First off, I think pretty much anything will help you live longer before kicking the bucket.

Second, there's nothing wrong with eating the flesh.

Third, anthocyanins are not a 'source of power.' If it's an energy source you're after, that would be the sugars in the pulp. You're thinking of the anti-oxidant qualities of the anthocyanins.

Finally, if you're not going to drink wine, just choose grapes with a better ratio of skin/pulp; i.e. pick a variety that has smaller berries.

Stop believing every fad diet that you see on the TV?

That may help.

the anti-oxidant value of grapes has been highly overstated.

The value of anti-oxidants as a cancer stopper are mostly unknown and unstudied.

To get enough anti-oxidants to replicate the amount used in the very few studies that have been done from grapes or grape products you would have to drink or eat the equivalent of 12 bottles of wine a day.

Basically, don't believe fads based on studies that have yet to verified.

Anyone have any tips on how to live longer after kicking the bucket? I can't actually see the bucket but I can guess at it's general outline and position. I'm definitely sure the bucket is moving towards me. I believe the bucket is empty.

Anyways, I thought about volunteering for supersoldier experiementation and I also tried dark elemenstration but I'm looking for something with a guarantee, you know? Maybe something with a proven track record. If possible, I'd like to retain my soul and not have to feed off the brains of the living. I suppose vampyrism would be alright but I'm really quite fond of the sun and less fond of adding to my list of vulnerabilities.

Any ideas, /fit/?

(OP's wording fills me with RAAAAAAAAAAAGE!)
