Yeah, wake up, take a piss, don't eat or drink anything, then get on the scale. That's your weight. Then eat and drink normally. Also, you're close to making yourself have an eating disorder. You're worrying about your weight too much, and watching the scale. If you put food and water into your body your weight will go up when you step onto the scale from when you woke up. That's normal. You need to be eating at least 3 meals a day, 5 would be better. They need to be on the small side and should be healthy.
You're not gaining fat from eating 2 meals a day, you're hurting yourself and your progress by not eating 4-5 times a day. Do more research and learn how to do it right.
