Evening, /fit/Recently I've been trying very hard to get in shape, I bike 10 miles a day, drink alot of water, and do push-ups and crunches till I'm blue in the face, and so far there's been a noticeable difference in my arms and stomach area, I've even lost 30 lbs- I look fairly muscular, and I like it.The problem I'm having is, I have a huge ass, and it is pure lard, as well as large legs, which are mostly muscle. It makes me look just as fat as I always have been, even though I'm not, and I have no idea how to fix it.So really, all I want is to have smaller buttocks and legs, and I need to know how.Picture unrelated.

try running instead of biking, and add lunges, squats and calf raises to your workout and you will lose that fat on ur legs and ass.

Biking and Squats will make your ass huge.Try long distance running (for burning calories) and concentrate your workouts on your upper body - then wait.
