Chipotle is great if you lift weights and have a high metabolism.

It's a Hungry Man breakfast.

While eating big can be a valid strategy, this is just too little protein and too many carbs and fats together.

For some of us it isn't. I eat about 4,000 calories a day when I'm not even in training. When I'm in full on training mode I get about 5,000.

Unless you were recently a famine victim or are training to be a sumo wrestler, you are quite literally sending yourself to an early grave. If you are training in a manner that requires 5000 calories to burn, you are destroying your body in a variety of ways.

You're either lying or you have a shitty coach & nutritionist.

that, my friend, is an MRE

Michael Phelps eats 8,000-10,000 calories a day.

He is not a famine victim.

Or maybe some of us just need a lot of food due to a naturally high metabolism? Did you ever think of that?

I'm 5'10'' and 150 lbs. About 10% body fat. I really don't think I need to reduce my food intake. I also have a resting pulse of 60, blood pressure of 122/68 and a squeaky clean blood-lipid profile, all tested about a week ago. Take your early grave and shove it up your ass.

nutrition facts labels don't tell the whole nutrition story. also read the ingredients list, ingredients will be sorted from greatest quantity to least quantity. And of course, consider the process the food was made with. fried, pressurized, superheated, raised properly..
