Hey /fit/ is hot sauce good or bad if your trying to eat healthily, I'm gonna switch to a healthier diet, but would eating something like grilled chicken with hot sauce be bad or good

Hot, spicy food supposedly speeds metabolism. So yes, it would be good to add it to meats and whatnot, as long as it's not calorie-heavy as mentioned before. Cajun hot sauce is usually fine

I usually go for Frank's RedHot sauce. Cheap and tastes good to me.

I use Hot Sauce as a deterrent when I'm cutting weight, if I get any slight hunger, I'll take a shot of it.

Only think you need to watch out for is the sodium, but it never seemed to bother me.
