sounds much like DOMS to me
it wont be like this at all in a few weeks or months
but to avoid serious soreness that is so severe that you cannot lift your arms to wash your hair
do this:
1) DRINK A NIGGERFUCK TON OF WATER 2) proper pre workout meal with proper post workout meal and/or protein shake 15m within end of workout 3) CONTRAST SHOWERS CONTRAST SHOWERS CONTRAST SHOWERS these help me immensely, cold as fuck water on your legs(or whatever area you worked out) for 1 minute, hot water for 2 minutes, cold as fuck for 1, hot for 2, repeat till satisfied
