Crunches
Pushups
SQUATZ
buy some dumbbells for curling and other various exercises
jogging/running

and good dieting

bulking requires you to eat more, getting thin requires you to eat less, you're going to have to find some balance between the two. Yeah there are a bunch of exercises you can do (read: SQUATZ) but the actual levels and amounts are more of a personal thing that you would need to figure out over time, best bet would probably be to do one then work on the other like start bulking then when you feel you're big enough start working on the fat or the other way around

Bulking up is the lazy way to try and put on muscle, it's just like a diet you're bound to slide back to your old self, just make exercising a part of your life and stop trying to take the easy way out of everything faggot.

Maybe I have used the wrong nomenclature , I mean developing muscle by means of exercise , as i said before I am not very knowledgeable , also eat shit and die, stop assuming things and shut your cock holster
