Okay /fit/ I've been browsing around T-nation and one program caught my eye. This looks perfect for me, as I've been stuck in a rut for months in terms of gains.

Basically, you start the first month by training your Central Nervous System to handle higher capacity weights. You do this by increasing neural efficiency by doing lots of sets with high weight and low reps, desensitizing the systems that limit your muscle strength, and strengthening your tendons with isometric lifts and super-high reps. This looks like a pretty advanced program and it's completely different from what I've been doing but I think I can at least try it.

What I want to know is, has anyone else tried a program designed specifically for strength gains? What can I expect during this? What kind of changes should I make to my diet?

Pic related. This is what I want to FEEL like.
