I need some simple advice, I've lurked a little bit, and I know its better to have a few spread out meals than 3 big ones. I need to get rid of my "beer belly" and man tits. I'm not incredibly fat, just on that area. Sticks out about maybe two inches My arms are skinny as hell and my legs nearly look toned.

What can I do to target this area?
