I have been running 3-5 miles a night and eating "right" for about eight weeks now, and I lost over thirty pounds in the process. The thing is, I have stopped losing weight. I'm in the best shape of my life and can run about nine miles nonstop, but I can't seem to lose anymore body fat. I'm pretty close to my goal now, I can almost see the outlines of my abdominal muscles, and the last things to shave off are my love handles and my inner thighs. What should I do? Up the intensity? Drop running for lifting?I am a highly motivated person and I can stick with whatever you can dish out, provided I have the time and materials.Male15 years old163 lbs5'11"
Also, I'd like a somewhat simple work out that there isn't a possibility of me fucking up and wasting my time.

>>103743Does it burn almost as many as you do the workout, or over the course of the entire day?
