Weights VS Bodyweight Exercises
Umm...weights make you as big and strong as your genetics will allow, and bodyweight workouts will make you as big and strong as your bodyweight will allow?Yeah, sage.
Use both. Bodyweight exercises are better for developing balance imo, while free weights builds up useful raw strength.
