hey /fit/ what are the most effective exercises for building calf muscles.

walk up stairs.
Standing calf raise. Slow on the way up, and all the way, hold it. Slow on the way down, get a good stretch, hold it for a sec then repeat. Every rep should be about 4-5 seconds. Don't rush your calf raises like every other donkey at the gym that does 20 reps in like 6 seconds with 100 lbs. In stead do as I said, with some light weight, and you will feel some mad burn after only a few good reps.
Remember when building muscle, it's not always about how much weight you do, it's how you do it.
