Any effective ways to get your abs in shape besides situps? Situps always tend to make my lower back sore. I don't have a medicine ball nor do i intend on getting one, my apartment is small enough without unecessary stupid shit taking up more space.

start doing benchpress and stuff like that with it to build muscle while you lose body fat so you dont look like a weak fag after you lose the weight.
