i bike at least an hour every day, run occassionally, and lift 3x a week, and still smoke a pack/day. Can be done, but i also eat real healthy as well.
if you want to get fit, you really need to watch the diet. and since you smoke so much and claim to be unable to afford good food, then you should probably quit.
and don't say you can't, because if you're motivated enough to be posting half-naked pictures of yourself on the internets, then you're motivated enough to quit smoking
