Hi /fit/,I got inspired about a month ago and started the gym. 3-4 times a week I'll cycle about 8.5km on a weight loss program and run for 4.5km on a similar scheme. I've also started some weights. It's been two months and I'm still the same weight and frankly, my belly is fatter than ever. Vital Stats:Smoker - 10 a dayDiet - Unchanged, mostly sandwiches/meat&potatoesDrink - Cut our beer, now vodka/lemnonadeI'm 5"6 and 80kg, heavy, stocky build.Any recommendations for weightloss?
