Whats the quiest way to lose fat? My BMR is 1557. I've been going to the gym for 4x a week for the past 4 weeks, but the last 2 weeks I've been going 6x a week, I always do cardio. I want to gain muscle, lose fat. I always do cardio. Any meal suggestions on what to eat? I dont like alot of green vegies, but wtv, I'll eat them I guess.
