I'm not fat but surely out of shape. Although this year I lost around 10 Kgs, sad part is the "Man Boobs" and the slight chubbyness to the face still remains. I do not excercise much and mainly lost those 10 kgs by skipping meals and junkfood and small walks.

So how do I go about loosing the man boobs, tires and face chubbyness?

The tires you can't lose yet. It's half fat, half loose skin. The skin is incredibly good at adapting, so wear some tight form-fitting clothese even though you feel like a whale in them. Also, exercise to get those skins stretching and shrinking in the right directions.

manboobs - entirely different story, could be caused by excessive oestrogen levels. Cardio helps, and so does lifting.

Face - funny, the first part of the body you should be losing any fat from is the face. Oh wait, you said you didn't exercise. Durrrr Hurrrrrrrrrrr.

TL;DR : EXERCISE.

1) Burn more fat.
2) Exercise the muscles beneath the fat (helps give shape). Lots of pushups and situps.
3) Get a good bristle brush and brush the skin once every 3 days towards the heart and fairly vigorously. You want it to turn red but not do any real damage. Then go hop in a hot as fuck shower. It'll do a lot to help tone up the skin as well as firming up the fat (yes you really can firm fat) underneath the skin.

Yeah I know how it feels. I used to be fat, went to 2 years of boarding school and lost 20kg. Just bulk up and you'll look great.
