Yo, kettlebell fag here. Get both an 8 kg and a 12 kg if at all possible. The 16 kg will be too much for you for a bit and the smaller two will work the shit out of your body. If you can only get one right now, get the 12 kg. That way you can do some drills like swings, getups and jerks, and gain strength for the more technical drills. Focus on snatches, swings, getups, presses, jerks, and windmills, and enjoy losing a shit ton of fat and getting lungs like fucking bellows. Don't dive in too hard, you are gonna hurt like a son of a bitch for the first couple days. Train even when your inner thighs hurt because that will make it so you don't hurt any more. Go forth and conquer.
