Guys I'm thinking I need to get in shape, right now I'm around 5,11 and 95 kilos - the only problem is that as far as willpower goes I'm a bit slack, so I'de like to start slowly and work up to it... around 75 kilos would be my target weight, and I'm a LONG way off, but what do you all suggest?
well will power is where you have to start. if you cant find the motivation and keep it then no one here can help you.
