Thanks! I've been following that one for a bit, but I should probably up my weights for lifting. Also, with HIIT, how long is "good"? I've read and heard the entire range for cardio in general--20 minutes + warm up/cool down, 30 minutes is when you actually start burning, doesn't matter how long your intervals are as long as you accumulate 45 minutes a day--obviously I should go for as much as possible, but are there any actual facts on cardio times?
