hey /fit/ I'm a student and I'm trying to lose weight. I go to gym to do boxercise as well as running and the occasional swim.unfortunately following popular student fashion I havn't got a lot of money so I find myself eating unhealthy meals because they're cheap and easy. Does anyone have any suggestions for tasty meals that I can cook at home that have cheap ingredients and are healthy? Ps the less cooking required the better as I have a limited attention span and i forget things so i eat a lot of charcoal... :(
