Do and get a pull-up bar. Simple as.
If you can't find a way to purchase/borrow/use/improvise somewhere to do pull-ups from... how do you expect to put in enough dedication to see results?
There is no full substitute for a good pull-up. Sure, some exercises mimic parts of the movement to good effect, but no other exercises recruits the back in such an effective way.
TL:DR GET A DAMN PULL-UP BAR NOW, INSTEAD OF WASTING TIME WITH LESS EFFECTIVE EXERCISES.
