I've heard whatever your daily allowance is divided by 5 or 6. I find that a nuisance. like the other anon, I eat 3 regular meals (smaller portion that normal), and then eat 100, 125, 150, 200 calorie snacks. Typically I have been doing nuts (store easy on desk at work or in car), or at home I do cheese (cut into 1 oz finger sized pieces) or yogurt.
I was thinking of cutting a few steaks up in 2-3 oz size pieces for a quick pan-fry when I am hungry. I think steak works out to be around 50 cals/oz. that would make for a nice filling 100-150 cal snack that is fulfilling and warm.
