Sup /fit/?

I just got myself this chin up bar for my door frame (this one: http://www.target.com/ProSpirit-Chin-Up-Bar/dp/B000HCGW3A/sr=1-1/qid=1213698355/ref=sr_1_1/602-96857

What can I do with it besides chin ups, pull ups, and squats? (you can do squats with ANYTHING)

Pull-ups themselves will generally work your abs.

awesome! i did not know that. I'm new to this working out thing. I'm 21 and I just lost my metabolism to my shitty college lifestyle (1 meal a day). I only weigh 145-150, but I'm starting to get a gut and i want to work on my chest/shoulders/arms.

There are other types you can get that arent a single bar, the ones that grip onto the back of the door frame with an elevated bar on the other side so you arent stuck trying to do it inside the door frame. I thikn those ones are alot better as you have more space to do exercises you need to.

lower it to mid back level. Turn to face away.1 Make a Dip (the exercise) motion to raise your feet off the ground, now, 2 bring your knees out in front of you, shins at a 90 degree angle to the upper leg, ankles crossed. 3 Bring knees to point down, keeping shins at 90 degree angle, now pointing back, repeat from 2.
