There's a pretty slutty chick in my life that I want to fuck sometime soon, before she decides to move again. I want to impress her with my physique.

Thing is, I'm not all that buff. I have little money, but free access to a gym. I haven't worked out all that much really, and it's been quite a while.

My main concerns are my abs, which have quite the gut over them, my thighs, and my arms. So my question is, what sort of exercises/machines should I use to help me achieve stud-dom?

do full body work outs 3x a week, high rep lifting routine with hiit 3x in between while eating a reduced calorie clean diet. do this for like 2 months, then do like 4 reps of 6-8 with the heaviest weight you can 3x a week full body, or like a push pull split 4x a week, with maybe 1-2 hiit sessions if you want. take creatine during the hypertrophy phase and maybe whey the whole time if you can afford it.

yeah i always recommend deadlifts, squats, maybe lunges, bench, and row. you can mix it up but the more compound exercises you can do the better imo
