Ok /fit/, I need some dietary advice.

I plan to uptake a 12 week workout plan, mentioned here: http://bodybuilding.com/fun/krisgethin_guide7.htm
I shall follow it religiously.

This is the nutrition page. Although it gives me a list of foods I should eat, and an exemplar of one day, I'm still pretty confused as to finding a balance.

Any hints and tips for me, please?
