Gonna try an experiment, /fit/. For the next twelve weeks, I am dropping squats from my routine. I don't have access to a rack any more, and I don't want to buy one at the moment. Hopefully trap bar and regular deadlifts do me right. I'm looking to get to about 375# in the DL by September.

Deadlifts are fine, but can't do them as often as squats. Deads tax you much more than squats.

OP, can you just clean a moderate amount of weight to your shoulders and then perform front squats as
