You definitely need to increase the weight on your presses. You should have a speed day and a max day. 50 reps X 180 lbs isn't much. My 14 year old son who weighs 140lbs does much more. You need to increase mass with weighted dips Sets of 25Reps with 35lbs to start and build up to 55lbs. You need to build up your triceps with tricep presses in the 165lbs range for 20 repsX 3 sets. You also need to do floor presses and negatives.
Of course you probably should seek to increase your entire power ratio by power cleans and power curls.(like power cleans but you curl it and then press it.) You are on your way you just need to get stronger.
