I know exactly what you mean, OP.
I train hard, constantly thinking about form, reps, weight, diet, everything /fit/ related. So, how should a truly fit person feel? If you've been working out consistently for years, do you still get pretty sore?
I remember when I started working out, I was unBEARably sore. Now I workout longer, push harder, more weight and reps, more gains, but I don't really get sore anymore (but I can always feel it a little bit.)
So, /fit/ how should you feel to know you're exercising the right amount/intensity?
