I work in a warehouse and do a lot of bending and lifting all day. What advice can you give me to help ease the pain in my back and knees when I get home? I'm 6'3" 270 lbs.

SQUATZ...and deadlifts. No srsly, they will help you gain strength in those areas while improving endurance. Eventually you will love your job because it will be like a light work out for you once you get good at the two exercises mentioned.
