What's a good amount of calories to eat per day if I'm trying to lose some extra weight on my torso? I'm pretty sure I have strong abs...they're just covered in fat.
2000 calories. And cut off bread and pasta, eat oats instead and quinoa

6?! I dont think I have time to eat 6 small meals a day. Apparently I'm not eating anywhere near enough food though, and I've heard its not good to starve yourself while dieting and exercising, even if I'm trying to lose weight.

6 meals/day every 4 hours @ 400 calories/meal w/ more protein and less carbs.do that and you're in good
>>367086By six meals I don't mean six full out meals. Take small portions and eat them so you're never hungry at all by spacing them out. I go to school and I eat in class. I get funny looks but at least I know that I be in better shape than those people.
