/fit/ i need help. I've been working out for the past year and i've gotten noticably thinner. yet the reason i started working out was to get rid of these bitch tits. (and they are still big, like i can still cup them with my hand) however, they have not gotten any smaller at all, and now its just looking weird. Yes i work out my chest just as much as the other muscle groups, but is there anything i can do? this shit really sux.

Hi OP, your post disencourages me a lot as I'm currently quite fatty. I'm 5.6 feet tall for 175 pounds (1m76 / 75 kg).
I've been working out for a year now, I lost like 22 pounds. But still have these fucking breasts.

I'm about 1.75 and used to weigh 85kg; I slashed that to 60kg through in a first phase bad dieting (with too much starvation) and with a second phase of decent dieting and cardio (walking and running). Some fat around that area, disappeared, sure; but not all of it.
But what's causing it? I don't know; could it be that due to the bad eating regime I had I lost more lean mass than actual fat? Could it be that due to the fact that I slashed lipids out of my diet my hormone levels got unbalanced? Or it might just be that I have irreversible gynaecomastia.
I honestly don't know and I choose not to care. Lots of guys I see have this problem. I see men with it on the swimming pool for instance.
It used to disturb me a lot, it was the reason that I started losing weight in the first place, but I've made my peace with it. I'm now weight training as well as doing some cardio and I'm at 70kg. I feel healthy and sane and that's all I care.

if you people have been working out for a year and still have bitch tits, it just means you arent working out hard/long enough. you have to actually exert yourselves to an uncomfortable point and work past that. exercise sucks, but unless you're doing it at the proper intensity, it wont help you much. get a heart rate monitor and work with that.

Don't be silly; I exercised to the point of running at least 1h30 every other day and didn't get rid of them. My diet was pretty strict too.
