I'm guessing it'll make it harder for your body to repair muscle tissue since more and more stress is being added, but hey that could be a good thing. I once stayed up 26 hours before going running, and it was beautiful. I ran 10 miles that time, and I was usually only used to 2 mile runs. The fatigue is surprisingly more there when you've just awoken compared to having not slept in a while. I say go for your run, and push yourself far without much pain or soreness in the process.
