I have a 25 pound dumbbell next to my PC. I'd like to do stuff with it while I'm browsing the intertubes.

So, any suggestions besides the obvious curls?

shoulder press
hold it with feet = leg raise
lateral raise
front raise

Anything you do with a dumbell in a seated or standing position you can do with that, obviously, while on the computer or watching TV.
