/fit/ - advice needed Anonymous
So I decided to get serious about improving myself after I found I enjoyed running on the treadmills at school (as the rest of my life slowly crumbled around me over the course of 2 months). I get horrible asthma from exercise and its allergy season, so the running is on hold for another 3 months. That said, I torrented p90x+ off of TPB, and I’m still feeling the burn from the polymeric routine. I'm using a total gym for exercises i'm not yet strong enough to do lots of reps for (such as pull-ups), and its working pretty good for me.

So I’m starting work for the summer, and I want to eat healthier. Food in NYC is expensive. I need something for a light breakfast and a lunch to help me avoid going against my exercise attempts. Any advice on lunch/breakfast? Keep in mind everything must be prepped the night before (so no milk and cereal), but a microwave and fridge might be available. Thanks a million!

Super cheap and full of delicious complex carbs that will keep you full for a long time

recipe for victory:
- 1 cup Quaker oats
- 1 and 3/4 cups water
microwave for 2:30
afterwards, add fruit if desired (I always cut up a banana into it)

It's amazing

Thanks, Quaker oats are cheap, and therefore accecptable! I just hope they have a microwave. Never have oatmeal without brown sugar... i'll live.

needs milk bro. 50/50 milk water maybe a little less water. good as. oh, and some sweetener (xylitol, erythritol)

OP: Thanks, I'll look into erythritol or the other one; seems like something i've been missing for a while. So other than oatmeal and bananas every day, what else?
