sorry, i don't know

that's just your body getting used to change, like when getting a vaccine; give it time

oh right

my mate said it could be because of low blood sugar levels.
but i usually have a sugary drink before hand anyway

I used to be exactly like this when I threw myself into the deep end and started a rigorous routine.

I threw up once when I had recently begun lifting. Might have been the local water, no idea really.

I feel extremely tired after a workout, and I just started a week ago. Like, sleep for 12 hours tired.

I hope it goes away soon, because I'm about to pass out.

if you feel sick it's because you are pushing yourself hard enough, take deep breaths and drink lots of water

Think of it as your body sending you a message such as "WTF are you doing to me?"

It is absolutley normal for someone just starting out. The feeling will go away after you make it routine for your body to work out at such an intensity. However if you constantly want to push yourself to the limit it's something you just have to work through.

ex: Arnold use to keep a bucket next to his squat rack in case he puked.

in rowing there are just some guys who tend to puke... this typically only happens on erg tests, and said people typically just tilt their head to the side and keep going
