I know that you can't spot treat and I do full body work outs. But how often are you suppose to work out your abs? Once a week? 3 times? etc?

I usually do 40 crunches, 40 Leg lifts, 40 sit ups on exercise ball, and 60 seconds of bicycle kicks. The next day, my abs are hurting like crazy.

I alternate every other day with abdominal workouts. The pain will go away as you do it more.

they need a 24-72 hour rest period depending on the intensity of the workout. Most people are fine in the 1 day (48 hour) rest period. Yes, that's right. Skipping a day is a 48 hour rest period. WHAT NOW BITCHES?

In most cases, abs can be trained everyday.
