Hi /fit/, I'm a pizza loving faggot.

Now I'm trying to lose a lot of weight and crazy pizza every other day, I've decided I'm not going to suffer the craving but try to make my own healthy pizza, what do you think of this?

Crust:
1 1/4 cup water 1 1/4 cup wine
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 2/4 cups wheat flower

If you get the craving and want something slightly quicker to make, I like whole grain english muffins (or whatever whole grain base you want to use)... put a little sauce (or even just fresh tomatoes since it's small) on it and add some cheese (low-fat skim mozzarella isn't that bad for you) and whatever other toppings (turkey/chicken, veggies). Throw in the microwave and enjoy. It's great and quick at lunchtime.
