OP: /fit/ is mostly fat kids who either pretend to be or desperately wish to be xbox hueg gym monkey meatheads.
Coming here for genuine fitness advice outside of 'I want to lose 100 pounds' or 'how do I get 20 inch biceps' is just a waste of your time.
Pushups (all variations), pullups (in front and behind your head), chest flies. I'd also do some abs. V-sits and leg raises/bicycle kicks.
It'll take you 15-20 minutes to do all of it, and you can do it 4+ times a week. Elevate your legs on the pushups & wear your backpack (with books in it) on pull ups for increased difficulty. If you aren't too big right now, you can achieve a decent Jared Letoish body in a few short months.
