Dear /fit/. I just recently started a workout regimen. Unfortunately, I can barely bend my arms anymore and it's quite discomforting to do so.

I knew I was going to be sore, but is it normal to experience decreased flexibility and pain?

No. I've worked out before but it feels worse than I ever felt before. Like, I know it' supposed to feel bad but Jeeebus. I've never felt this bad. I just wanted to know the difference between overtraining and normal soreness.
