>>341342
you're a fucking idiot if you take glutamine.

your body doesn't use any moar than it needs. and it can produce most of that itself. the rest is supplied by a normal diet. if you are injured, you can make the case for taking it, but otherwise, gtfo.

you best be trolling.

>>341368
hey fuckshithead I think he was referring to glutamine from a healthy died.

basically eat beef/chicken/fish/eggs/beans etc and not so much fucking cake.

why would you point out glutamine and then go on to say diet > supplements?

oh, because yur dum
>> Anonymous
>>341410
wrong again lametard

when will you realize that glutamine isn't a supplement and that it's found in many foods such as beef/chicken/fish/eggs/beans ? oh wait, you'll never realize that and continue to be a noob all your life.

Whey protein, glutamine, BCAA (Branch Chain Amino Acids), pre-workout with Nitric Oxide (my favorite is N.O. Explode). Remember to take the protein with six capsules of glutamine an five capsules of BCAAs 1-30 minutes after your workout. Then when you get home have about 35-50 grams of carbs to start recovery.
>> Anonymous
>>341368

glutamine is good for recovery if you dont get a lot of red meat (i gain fat easy so i still to poultry). i know if i work hard and take glutamine i'm less sore than if i didnt. i also take it when feeling like i'm getting sick to support my immune system while lifting. I stopped taking it by itself though cause ON whey has 4 g per serving

>>341521
had you read>>341368you would know that i know it comes in a diet AND i know that your body produces most of what it needs AND i know that MOST of what you take in from your diet gets shit out as well.

you are an idiot, WHY would you mention glutamine and not mention alanine, arginine, asparagine, aspartic, cysteine, glutamic, glycine, histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, proline, serine, threonine, tryptophan, tyrosine, valine
in a thread where someone wants to know what supplements to take unless you were telling them to take it as a non-dietary supplement?

winstrol - It is presented most commonly as a 50 mg/mL injection or a 5 mg tablet. However, recently 100 mg/mL versions have become available. A common dosage can be 10-25mg/day orally and 25-50mg daily injected, with optimal results usually seen at 50 mg/day.

dianabol 15-25mg

no pre workout drink contains Nitric Oxide. not even no-xplode. it contains a small amount of arginine which is useless in nitric oxide synthesis when taken orally. enjoy ur placebo effect and overpriced caffiene and EXTREMELY OVERPRICED and useless amounts of creatine.

also, enjoy ur harmful ingredients like glycocyamine and guanidinopropionic acid.

N.O.-Xplode™'s Proprietary Blend is where the Nitric Oxide is. Its why you're not supposed to shake the product. The majority of pre-workouts use Nitric Oxide, Caffeine, and Arginine in their blends. And the creatine does actually help your work out. It gives you just enough to help your muscles retain water durring a workout to add a little extra to your pump. If there were no Nitric Oxide in pre-workouts, you wouldn't be nearly as vascular.

These answers are confusing to my primative mind. Please condense this shit into something I can swallow, otherwise i'mma walk into GNC and banging two rocks together making wild arm waving gestures, foaming at the mouth talking about N.O.-Xplode™ an shit.

Its confusing, because it is a lot of bullshit. Eat well. If you worry about protein (like I do, busy, can't always eat) buy whey protein to take post workout (fast absorption) and casein protein for at night (slow absorption).

Personally, I can't be troubled with anything else.

Well I cant stuff down a whole lot of egg whites a day so I take a protein shake. Nothings wrong with it, and Spartans fought for a living, I'm a chef. -_-
>> Anonymous
>>341612
Actually, they probably did. Different herbs and spices or drugs to get amped. Very common among ancient armies. The Berserkers went Berserk from an ancient drug.

Also, your diet is what you eat. Anything above that is "supplementary" to your diet. eating extra egg whites or protein is supplementing. Protein is a supplement.

Ma huang, aka ephedra. The Chinese have been using it for 5000 years.

Coffee beans, increase alertness

Ancient Greek wrestlers would eat 15 pounds of lamb a day. Not necessarily a 'supplement' as we know it, but not exactly a normal diet either. In fact, it was supplemental protein to increase their training capacity. Just like how we take extra protein after our workouts.

Many athletes and warriors in the ancient world took psychedelic plants to decrease pain tolerance, increase awareness, and to increase strength.
