How can I get rid of athletes foot without having to go and purchase a special cream for it?

I heard using vinegar on it helps, but I tried it once and it hurt like fucking hell.

man through it. I don't know if vinegar actually helps at all but if it does, man through it.

I've had it for like over a month. During that time it's just gotten worse and it seems like it won't go away unless I specifically do something about it.

pee on your feet.
I'm not kidding. Stand in the shower and pee on yourself.

What do you mean "run it off"? I've been running on it for a month.

For Athletes foot you should not use a "Cream".

An anti fungal foot powder used whenever you are going to put on shoes will work.
Lightly powder then rub it in, put on your socks and shoes and you are frigging happy.

Powders can be bought at any large grocery store.

I basically meant any home remedy for athletes foot. I'd rather avoid spending money if I have to. To be honest, I kind of like having it because it feels good to scratch, but it's getting to the point where I should really be doing something about it.

The key to getting rid of athletes foot is keeping it clean and dry. So stay in the shower for the shortest time you can, and dry your feet thoroughly straight away.

Also change socks at least 3 times per day, and wear open-toed sandals everywhere you can.

You still need the foot powder though really.

He's not lying. It's what the army does. Piss on your feet in the shower.
