There's high fructose corn syrup, which your body doesn't recognize as actual sugar and it fucks with your body. Don't drink it. I haven't had soda in 3 years now and I feel and look incredible.
No more fast food. Go buy a health-based cookbook and start cooking your own shit. Haven't had any fast food in the same 3 years, resulting in regular twice daily bowel movements, easier sleeping, etc.
