So, what does /fit/ think of the Body-for-Life diet?

There are so many success stories that it seems hard for it to be a scam, but for people to make such huge changes in 12 weeks... Not sure if I can believe it.

For reference, the 1st pic is before the diety and 2nd pic directly after completing just TWELVE weeks of the program.

Fuck that steroid-talk. It's easy to see that he's got a lot of muscle underneath that fat on the first pic. At the second pic he's been dieting hard, and getting a tan + he got a pump from a recent work out. Not saying I'm 100% sure this is real. But it is definitely possible get that change in 12 weeks. Getting to pic 1 is what people don't manage

Well, he lost weight and put one some muscle, so it's not bullshit, but it certainly is a dishonest progression pic.
