What does /fit/ think of ketchup and condiments in general (mustard, barbecue sauce, etc.)?
They are bottled win. Hot sauce is pretty much the only way I can stomach clean food.
Mayo is definitely the best condiment!
Perfect on rice.
>>28847That's crazy talk, boy.

Ketchup has a lot of sugar in it and mayo is fatty . Most of them also have lots of salt.Hot sauce has almost no calories and tons of flavor.
It's okay occasionally. It's mostly just sugar (high fructose corn syrup) and shouldn't be part of your normal diet.I tend to use mustard more often. Less calories and you avoid the HFCS. Healthier overall.
The only condiment I use these days is hot sauce. I dont eat burgers, fries, or hot dogs much, or frequently, and thats the only thing I ever really put ketchup on.
ketchup has alot of sugar in it but mustard is pretty much free of anything bad, or am i wrong? mayo is pretty bad though
I <3 stone-ground ("deli style") mustard... next to zero calories and tons of flavor.
ARe you guys really that fat that the sugar/fat content of a fucking _condiment_ makes a difference? Seriously...if you're worried about the extra calories run for an extra 5 minutes you fat fucks.
>>29334It all adds up darling. And most people eat much too much sugar and fat as is.
>>29334lol seriously
>>29334If you're on something like Zone or CKD, then the sugar content is crazy important.
I think they're great. When they don't have corn syrup.
>>29355What are those? Diets?
>>29359Yup. Both are concerned with managing blood glucose and both heavily restrict sugar intake.
I go through a bottle of Frank's hot sauce a month.
Sriracha is all I need.Bananas + Sriracha = FUCK YEAH
