hey fit!I do about 30 mins cardio a day (after my vigerous routine), whats the best way to burn fat?I LIKE the treadmill, i walk and run it.Would cycling or X-Trainer be the best?Also, I just want to burn the fat and not the muscles I just put on, so i train at about 70%
Fat burn rate is nonesense. You lose more fat the harder you work, since you burn more calories at higher heart rates.For a win/win, Do Interval. Wonderful stuff that is.
