Easy, 30 mins of running, and various machines. I do 50 lbs for each with 3 sets of 27 reps.
I was kinda scared when the weight dropped so fast.
I cut out alot of my foods. No more soda and I ate alot of spinach, chicken, fish. I think I had fast food 5 times this month. kinda wanna cut the number down though
