What do you guys use to keep track of your meals? Some kind of program or just pen and paper?

Start counting calories to get a basic idea of what's in certain types of foods, after that it's pretty easy to keep track of how much you've eaten

Remembering what you eat in one day isn't too hard

i eat five meals a day,and two peotein shakes.i know that im going to have to hit 3500,so i just make sure every meal is 600 cal,and the two shakes make another 500,whick equals up to 3500.if i want to eat more or less than that,ill just subtract or add 100 cal to every meal.its pretty easy for me,and i find that i rarely have to think about my diet
