ahoy /fit/ just a quick question.
i've been doing a lot of weights training lately but i'm still never sore the next day. so maybe i'm doin it wrong.

when doing sets, should i do it once on the right hand side, then the left, then wait a minute and repeat? or should i do a different exercise and then return to the first exercise so there isn't heaps of down time?

i've been experimenting with the two i guess the later causing like all over exhaustion before i can complete the fifth sets.

Might help if you post a bit more info about your workout?

How long have you been lifting for and what are you doing? i.e I hope you're doing some squatz and compound lifts instead of just curlz for da gurlz and isolation exercises?

Not everyone gets DOMS anyway.

You need to provide more info.

How fit are you? What are your goals? This determines how long your rest interval, load and reps should be.
