45lbs in 55 days requires a 2863 cal deficit PER DAY. So basically eat nothing, drink water, and burn a few hundred calories each day, somehow without dieing.
2 lbs per week (1000 cal daily deficit) is roughly the highest amount a male can drop safely. Slightly less for women with the lower resting burn rate and all.
Losing faster than this will cause a rebound as soon as you start eating larger amounts again.
