hey guys. been lurking on these boards for a little while. have a question for /fit/Over the past year or two i have lost a lot of weight, from about 220 to 160-65. I would like to get down to about 150 but i seem stuck on these last ten or so pounds. Any help would be appreciated. (and a kind word would be a nice change from /b/)pic not related but i needed something to put there
either up the intensity on your cardio, orlet your body adjust to your new weight for a while. Once it's "comfortable" being 160-165, you'll be able to make some changes again.
I'm trying walking for hours and hours right now and i think i've had pretty decent results....but gimme another 2 weeks...but if you want to try it i'm eating a load of chicken(pound to pound and a half) and i eat steamed or fresh veggies with it beans or some sort usually during the day cottage cheese before bed and when i'm lazy and fiber one bars with water and i've been walking for 3 hours or so on the treadmill at a time and sometimes around the lake by my house if it is warm enough....i'm still lifting weights and i still drink whey(water) and dextrose before and after...basically eating lean as shit....god i hate whey powder with water but after doing it for a while i just can't drink it with milk anymore the results are evident.....
