I am sure you get these posts all the time, But i really would like to get the input of people i trust (lol i know huh) before i start going to the gym.For the last 4 months all i have done is give up sugar, and working my ass off at work (being a busser) I have gone from 260lbs to 210.Recently I have found out that my work offers a large discount at 24hour fitness, There is one right down the road from my house and my work. And i figured that its time to start going.Before I head in there tomorrow is there anything i should read / know before they try to sucker me into buying a bunch of shit I'm never going to need/use? I really don't even know what a feasible target would be for my height (6"2).tl;dr : Trying to not be a fatass, want to have some knowledge before i walk into a gym
