hey /fit/,

No matter how much weight I lose, I still can't achieve the hourglass figure. What are some effective workouts to trim my sides?

Also, I want to be careful not to lose anymore boob/butt weight.

Ok. What you need is spot reduction, to spot reduce an area on your body you need to compress it while exercising. So wear a corset or a compress bandage where you want to lose the most fat. this works because the body can detect an area with dense fat, and because of this tries to burn the fat in that area first.

Not all people CAN achieve the hourglass figure. We have different bodytypes.

Wearing a corset all the time will moderately compress your lower ribcage, especially if you're still growing. And while wearing it you'll get the desired look. Doesn't have to be some S&M bullshit either.
Anyway, I'm just glad to see women opening back up to the hourglass figure. I'm sick of hearing from women who wand to look like little boys, or worse, little boys with large breasts.

Wear a tight corset and/or belt as much as you can. Everything should squish above and below..

Fuck you, I'm male and I wish I had a damn hourglass shape.

But then, I'm on a lifelong quest to become as androgynous as possible, so I guess that's why.
