Alternative Exercises Anonymous
I can't do these exercises at my home gym. I need alternative exercises to these execises
- Hip Abduction
- Hip Adduction
- Back Hyperextensions

Those aren't actually exercises, AFAIK, they're body movements. You can try lateral shuffles for 25 meters.

For back extensions, you can do supermans on the floor.

you can do back hypers using your bench and counterbalancing the other end with some plates

you can do the hip movements with resistance if you buy bands, otherwise just do it standing up

I do that, but I lift my legs off the ground so I'm balanced on my hips and midesction.
