When's the best time to weigh yourself, to see if you've lost any fat? In the morning right when you wake up?
>> Anonymous
Depends on what you did the night before, OP.

Big dinner? Exercise at night? (i.e. Sex).

If your routine is the same every day/night, then just pick a time and weigh yourself that same time every week.

Not a good idea to weigh yourself everyday, due to the low-results you'll notice could turn you off from exercising.

1-2 hours after breakfast.

Probably every week.

Every other day would only show a slight difference, and could depress the person trying to lose weight. Person may quit, etc etc.

Every week, or so: Seeing noticeable results and gives motivation towards exercising more, seeing that losing weight is possible.

Best time is in the morning, after you take a piss or shit.

Not OP or anything, but I wake up every morning having the worst urge to shit ever. I have no clue why.

That's natural

It's your body's natural cycle. You must eat generally at the same time everyday and the same kind of foods for that to happen. Kudos to you

I always weigh myself at the same time of day. I am a pretty big dude, so in a day, my weight can fluctuate by a few pounds throughout the day. So I always weigh myself after my morning pee, upon waking.

What about the other times during the day when the urge to poop just happens without prior warning?

I can be just sitting here at my comp and all of a sudden have to clench my ass cheeks so I don't shit myself.

I use my scale every morning and write down the weight and body fat% Then at the end of the month, I stick the numbers into excel and then I can have a chart that shows me my total bodymass as a line with my bodyfat as another line above it.

Shit the night before, piss in the morning, and weigh yourself. Every Saturday.

Really, it's hard to say. It could be a myriad of things.

Not that guy, but skin calipers and Omron fat loss handheld electronics seem to be the most common way.
