How can i get moar protein into my breakfast?
I havnt got any whey or eggs in my house (poorfag till payday)
Lately ive just been eating oatmeal in the morning to fuel my day for lifting and cycling, but its 40 grams of carbs and only 10g of protein per bowl. I have sausages, beans in tomatoe sauce typical (british) breakfast shit but was told to cut that shit out if i want to get leaner.

tl;dr is oatmeal enough in the morning?

eat regular cereals, they aren't harmful in any way and carry more energy. Also try something similar to our Mediterranean diet. Get some bread toasted, put oil and salt on it and then some cheese, or mortadella, bacon(uncooked), ham... whatever you can think of.

maybe eat some cookies, or fruit... you need carbs!

Yogurt has a good amount of protein. Some brands even have 1/4 of your daily intake in one serving.

Cured bacon was never mentioned, it just said "uncooked" so one could safely assume RAW. If they meant CURED they should have said CURED.

both "cured" and "smoked", aswell as "or both" are expressions that imply a certain type of food processing.

PROTIP: that means its not raw
