Tiredness Anonymous
Hi /fit/

What do you recommend for constant tiredness? I can't seem to wake up out of this fuzzy existence. I tried iron supplements last year, but they didn't help much considering how much they cost.

Pic sorta related, it's iron man.

OP here: I sleep 9 hours at least a day.

I was particularly tired yesterday and slept 14.

What's the market price for that stuff?

Sleeping too much can actually make you more worn out and tired.

Get some exercise.

I do. Run on weekends (fucked up knee, can't do more without hurting myself), lift weights 3-4 times a week (one session being physiotherapy). I'm on my way to a karate class in an hour, just because it's good fun, not because I'll be any good at fighting after. No kicking with the bad knee though..

This of course was all changes I did last year to try and get over my retarded sleeping patterns.

If your knee is fucked up, learn to swim. Swimming(properly) is better for you since you're using your knees nearly as much as your feet and whatever.
