Shoveling, why no one told me about it? Anonymous
I'm a fat ass, I wasn't always like this, but around 4 years ago I suddenly started to lose interest in everything and just sit in my PC playing mmo's all day (pretty close to a hikikomori).

So today one of my dogs got run over by a car, after all the crying and such, well I had to dig a hole, it was around 60cm wide and 50cm deep in semi hard soil, and omg what a great exercise it was, I feel exhausted but somehow relieved, my hands got a bit injured from using the shovel but that felt somehow manly.

So, has anyone done this often and got results? I get bored with stupid repetitive cardio, but this was so much fun and rewarding, I don't think I can find a place to dig every 2 or 3 days, but maybe there is a routine or something similar to it. So what do you think about it?

I think the combination of bawwwwwwing and digging is the key to 6 pack abs. You're onto something, keep at it! You just have to find more things you care about to bury, I recommend other pets, parents, grandparents, siblings, family and friends. Smallest/skinniest ones first, then work your way up to the biggest/fattest ones.

what if... just what if you dig holes everyday to plant trees?

what if all the people int he gyms stop working out mindlessly, and actually use all that strenght into planting trees? I know it will never happen but... would be kinda nice I guess

what if the people in the gyms keep being in the gyms to get results, and all the fatasses get up and dig holes instead. More trees would be planted.

Trees cost money.
If you really wanted to make a habit of this, its not that hard. Dig a hole. Fill it in. Dig it up. Fill it in. You only need one hole.

How typical, you know repetitive cardio works 100% and has worked for millions of people but whaddya know you gotta do some effort or bother carrying a music player so nope that's not for you
