I did 110kg x 11. I could have done a rep or two more, but the fucking bar rolled off my shoulders. This was after lunges and box jumps.
I dunno cause front squats r ghey, I've only ever tried 70kg x8, I get out of breath too fast cause it's hard to breath with the bar choking me.My back squat is 105kg x5 (I weigh 150lb at 6ft tall).
