Hey /fit/, I weigh 240 Lbs. I have not always been like this, when I was in the best shape I weighed 180, which for my build is the ideal weight. I really want to get back to 180.

Like most fat people, I do not have a strong motivation to do this though. In fact the fatter I get the more complacent I get. I just need to lose about 20 lbs so that working out is not so excruciating. What is the fastest way to lose that weight that does not involve surgery? I am open to anything, even if it is detrimental to my health.

due to the fact that you are morbidly obese(if you're around 5'10") your thighs probably rub together when you walk. If that's the case, you'll need to cut back on shitty food(bout 70% of your fat loss will come from changing your diet) but also try stuff that doesn't make it physically uncomfortable to do, such as running. Try swimming, or walking uphill(both ways, newfag) so that your idea of exercise isn't completely destroyed by the fact that's it's painful for someone of your weight
