Hey guys, just woke up and i was wondering what were some good foods to have for breakfast and pre workout? I was thinking of making some oatmeal with some milled flax seed some splenda and some water or herbal tea...any objections or anything i should add?Also, is there anything bad to splenda? I've been wondering if its actually really bad for you since its made from sugar...does it affected your glucose levels because if it does it might be the cause of my high blood sugar since i don't deal with actual sugar.I've decided that /fit/ is probably one of like two useful/helpful boards on 4chan...looking for the other one still though.animooted.
