If you want to start, then at your weight I would recommend that you just stop eating food that you don't make yourself. Don't eat bread, pasta, or potatos. Don't use butter and shit like that. Don't drink soda, and don't drink beer (I know from personal experience this can be the hardest part so cut yourself slack on 1 or 2 days a week). And start walking for an hour a day (at once).
That's all you have to do at your weight and you WILL lose weight. It's a start, and it's a good one.
