No. Don't take drugs or painkillers. You can take a workout energy supplement like NO-Xplode or a diet pill.
What you should do is take like 200mg of caffeine before working out, drink about 60oz of water while working out, then after your workout take a potassium supplement (or eat a banana or two), as potassium will help with any muscle soreness.
Avoid painkillers. Ice anything that hurts. You will be sore when you start, but eventually if you keep it up you'll be able to work out 6 days a week pain free.
