-h20/carb free milk/grassfed orgo milk (if u got $s) -kefir/cottage cheese -couple scoops mixed protein -lil bit of oatmeal (plain, oldschool) -pb -spinach (you literally can fit 3 cups of raw spinach into 1 oz of liquid...its amazing -secret 'get hyooge' ingredient-->extra light olive oil (cant even taste it and it makes everything creamy)
per serving, 500--1200cal (based on oil), taste like reese's pieces, has more spinach (cant taste) than most eat in a week, oh yah, and like 50+g mixed protein
