Sup /fit/.I'm thinking of losing like 5-10 pounds in a month for an anime-kon because I'll be cosplaying. I'm in my bulking phase right now, but I wanna lose some poundage before said day so I was wondering what the rules are for the time of day, before or after meals and how many hours before our after, etc. I eat a big breakfast and most of my meals are high in protein and I realize I must cut down on calories in order to lose some weight.tl;dr When is a good time to do cardio (before or after meals and how many hours after, etc)
Cardio before meals (HIIT). Eat right after cardio, and try not getting too much sugar. Proteine is good for losing weight. Also, make sure you get enough omega-3. Seal oil is perfect for this.

Every source of HIIT information I've ever seen has said you shouldn't eat after HIIT for 1-1.5 hours because your body continues to need lots of energy after the HIIT, and by eating you're telling your body to burn the new food instead of the fat stores.
