Back in highschool, almost a decade ago, I was fatty mcfatfat. Weighed in at 320 pounds @ 6'3" tall. Wound up over ~ 4 years dropping down to around 280.

Now, in the last 6 months I've ballooned right back up to 320 pounds :(

My goal is to get down around 250 if possible.

Any suggestions?

eat more protein-rich food, less fat & carbs (espeically white bread, chocolate etc.) and get regular eating habits - three times a day a normal meal, no constant snack eating.

and that 10% per week? that's downright unsafe.

(carrots/grapes/sml tomatoes/apples/fruits/nuts/seeds/proteins,etc)
