What's the most calorific food? Just been munching on a huge bag of crisps, only to find they only contain a pathetic 400 kcal per 100g. What would mayonnaise be?

Also, when it says "kcal" on the back of a packet, I assume it stands for kilocalories... when people say you should eat 2500 calories, do they also mean kilocalories? Else you'd get 2x you daily in take in one bag of crisps.

Calorific isn't a word, just say calorie dense.

Oil, in most every form. A spoonful is about one hundred calories.

Actual food? Nuts.

I'm not bothered, I'm an ectomorph, so a bit of fat wouldn't hurt me... figured I could fill out with a bit of fat, then turn the fat into muscle when I get round to working out next year.

That's just a silly myth, you can't turn fat into muscle.

Fat stays fat, you'll just have to burn it off at some point.

I was a fatass teenager, so I automatically just go OH MY GOD DON'T GAIN FAT.
