>>250438 I'm in the same boat as you. Here is my current plan, I just have problems STICKING to it and finding motivation.
Cut out ALL processed foods and drinks from your diet. That means eat REAL chicken. Like from a deli or in the meat department, whole grains and fresh fruits and vegetables. Be leery of things in cans and boxes unless necessary. For added effect, cut out dairy and land animals too (though this I would not recommend for a long period of time.)
Try and jog every morning. I do endurance jogging, which is very slow jogging for a bit, then normal paced jogging, and then running hard until I run out of breath and going back down to the slow jogging. I aim to do this three or four times before calling it quits.
Do plenty of aerobic exercises. Practicing martial arts, DDR, whatever. These work well for me. In the evening, try and do ab workouts and pushups and such, and every other day I'd go tone up at the gym.
Thats all I do, I dropped from 230 to 205 doing this, but I slacked off like a moron and still have problem with motivation. I'd actually like some tips or advice on keeping it going and such if anyone has that.
