I'm at work, and no one in my office is strong enough (my coworkers are either old or a 4'11, 90lb asian girl)

Must be self-sufficient.

google up some stretches. A great one is called the "morning star"

Lay on left side, extend right knee, turn torso to the right.

Plant your feet firmly on the floor about shoulder width apart. Slightly bend the knees. Lift your arms and hold them straight out from the shoulder. Then try to spin your upper torso violently around like a helicopter. If you can still stand afterwards, the stiff back will be the least of your worries.

Chair, sit facing sideways, hold back of chair, twist, reverse, repeat.

Tried stuff like this, got a little crack, but this is really centrally located. Will try some stuff laying on the floor when I find some space.

Lock arms back to back with someone who can support your weight, let the bend forward.
