Yep, except for the fact that at my house, we don't have every single healthy food that I would want. For example, my day today consisted of
8 AM Raisin Bran 11 AM PBJ, tall glass of milk, yogurt, watermelon (would prefer deli meat sandwiches) 3 PM Bagel dog (quick microwave snack, high in fat but would rather something higher in protein/lower in fat. 7 PM Beans and cheese on a flour tortilla, handful of raw almonds, yogurt, watermelon...
I guess I manage okay for what we have. My dad's girlfriend cooks a lot of meals which usually consist of pastas and meat, so that's good. I'm not looking to lose weight...maybe gain a little, but most maintain.
