hey /fit/, can I ever eat cookies or donuts again? I have been eating better since late January, but god damn it, I've been craving an oatmeal raisin cookie since day one.

You should, if it helps, utilize a cheat meal every two weeks. I don't even look forward to my cheat days or eating crap, because crap in = crap out. But yeah, for your first few months a cheat every now and then won't kill you. Just don't eat a whole fucking bag of milanos like I did my first cheat day.
