Typical trolls.
Let's see: Oatmeal, banana, egg whites for breakfast. Salad for lunch. Brown rice, egg whites, tuna for dinner. Oh, and fruits in between meals. Calculated it's about 1100kcal on days that I DON'T go to the gym, on those days add 110kcal from my protein shake! (I tried one of those Lean Body ones and it made my stomach feel weird, the fuck. Anyone else experience this from Lean Body?)
Also the last time I threw up was 3 months ago from food poisoning. GJ.
Now it'd be nice if some nonfaggots would answer my question. :)
