Hey /fit/, I've lost a lot of weight over the years I was 371 at my max. I've started working out about 6 years ago. Now I've put on a great deal of muscle. I Lost a a lot of fat. I'm down to 20% body fat at 227Lbs. I'm 26 years old Male. I'm B-Complex and Multi-vitamins twice daily. but here iss the problem I've seem to have hit a plateau I'm not losing any more body fat. I'm putting on muscle yet. I eat six small meals for about 1500 calories daily. Is there any exercises you know of that can get rid of the extra skin I have. Now it's not much but I think that might be where my problem lies in. You can see the shape of the muscles underneath it but it's never tightening up. I've even contemplated HGH just to get rid of the skin but the problems WAY out weigh the benefits. Is there any wisdom you can impart on me? My goal is to get down to 180lbs by the end of summer and 13-15%BF.

do lots of aerobics, like rnning for 1:30, 2 hours. I don´t like running, so I reccomendo doing a sport like some fighting trainning, like boxe, muay thay, jiu jitsu, it´s cool and you will spend at least as much callories as running.

Op Here. Already do that. I exercise daily. I have a black belt in a few karate's. I can't really do the running or Karate too much anymore. Arthritis is a killer. I'm gonna try biking. I just got a marathon bike. It just seems futile. I mean I loose all this weight and bam I'm stuck with the skin and can't get rid of it. It makes me feel as bad as when I had all the fat.

Karate is for girls and fags. Do some Muay Thai or BJJ, you'll lose a lot of weight, and you'll be a badass.

Karate is amazing is done right, it's an extremely effective martial art that is heavy in powerful striking, but doesn't neglect take downs and ground fighting or submissions. This is, of course, assuming you train under a master in Okinawa or something, as that's where Karate is done right. It has Chinese roots and most of Okinawan culture is based on China...the inhabitant of the Ryoku Islands were fucking FEARED by the Japanese because of how tough they were in both armed and unarmed combat...and they used what is now known as Karate.

Obviously, you'd be hard pressed to find a legitimate Karate trainer in the US, since it's almost all useless McDojo bullshit. You'd be even harder pressed to travel to Okinawa and find a true master willing to train some preppy white kid from the states.

Martial Arts is how I lost most of my weight . I know Muay tai, Okinawa Kempo, Brizilian Ju Jitsu, Some Kung-fu and Krav Maga. I have a balck belt in every one except Kung-fu and Krav. I was level 3 in Krav. I didn't train in any McDojos either.

Already eat Clean. I eat mainly vegetables and fruits. Especially with summer here. I eat enough protein though to keep my muscle and enough to build new muscle and rarely eat carbs, Hell I even stopped drinking.

I just really want the skin to go away.
Any of you have suggestions on Eating plans? Maybe I'm not doing it right. I mean I read tons and tons of books on the subject.
