Hey /fit/,

Due to insane back problems, I'm currently in a back brace, (probably won't be out for a few years) and more often than not in a wheelchair. Any kind of physical exertion is probable to land me right in the hospital.

Problem is, because I've been like this for so long, I'm starting to get a little fat. Unfortunately, there's not much I can do, but...

I realize this is a stupid question, but I've never had to bother with this before. Can dieting alone help me to lose weight? I'm willing to try anything.
