Alright /fit/. I've been doing one gigantic set of 100 happy crunches at once for a while now. Should I be breaking this up into sets of happy crunches instead? I can get to 100 (plus like 10 more) happy crunches until I can't do anymore. Is it BETTER to break it into sets?

Instead of doing 100 happy crunches, do 50 happy crunches and then 50 angry crunches.
