In early June, I used my arm to brace an impact against the side of a dirt trench playing paintball, when I did I had this really sharp pain in my elbow (left one). The pain went away fairly quickly and I finished the day without any more pain.

I didn't think anything of it for about a month until I tried to do a one handed push up; I almost could do one with my right arm, so I was gonna try with the left, and as soon as I put all my weight on it I was crippled with that same sharp pain.

I've been able to work out without hurting it, but I cant really push myself in certain exercises because of the pain. I cant go to the doctor until January when I'll have insurance.

WTF did I do to it?

The body heals itself. The body always heals itself. Never let the doctors touch you, or the body won't heal itself.

Theres stretches you can look up for tennis elbow, maybe that will help.

it's bursitis

ice, take some tylenol, and chill on it for about a week.
