My back has never hurt, not even after sitting and the computer since a child and being very unfit, but 2~3months ago I started exercising. And now my back hurts when I bend down for ie picking up something i dropped.
and my neck and back hurts when I wake up and get out of bed. There's no problem when I'm walking. Any idea what the cause might be.
Or any idea what I should do to fix it. Because I don't want to be 30 and in a wheel chair because I didn't take action when younger.

Can it be soreness? What kind of exercises did you do? Also, try to pick up things in the right way (without bending your back).

I'm not quite sure, I tried to not exercise for a week just to see if it was that. No success, still pain. Maybe it's because my spine is adjusted correctly because going from no muscles at all to well, kinda big muscles has to be some kind of position change?
No idea what so ever what the exercise is called but I made a mspaint version, hope you understand. 30x3. It really starts burning after 15

So you're having this pain for more than a week? See a chiropractor.

Chiropractors are not doctors.

But they treat nearly 90% of all skeletal problems.

Is that digit correct. if it is I might aswell see one, can't be too expensive.

This could be due to a broken disc or something similare, have the pain "moved" downwards? If you had this problem for more then a week, then you should see a real doctor and not some kind of psuedopracticant.

Shouldn't I have noticed it breaking. I mean, it shouldn't break when I sleep and I could probably feel it break? But this came in gradually after I started exercising.

Is it lower back or upper back? Is it muscular or spinal pain?

If you have spinal pain from doing back extensions, consult a chiropractor or doctor, that shouldn't happen. You may be doing the exercises wrong (easy to lose proper form once you get fatigued) or you may have some other issues.

If it's lower spinal pain, you may have hyperextended your spine when at the bottom.

Regardless, if it's anything other than muscle soreness, go talk to a fucking professional.

OP here.
I'm going to add that I never stretched, maybe stretching could prevent it. I'm gonna start stretching from now on to see if there is a difference before I go to a chiropractor.

How do I tell the difference between muscle and spinal pain =/ I can't say more than that it's lower back.

If the chiropractor doesn't work try a holistic healer. Absolutely do not go to an actual doctor. Worst case you can get workman's compensation the rest of your life (score ^.^)

Grab a chunk of your bicep and squeeze hard. If it feels like that you pulled a muscle. Because it's your back you are continually agrivating it by moving so it will take a while to heal. Avoid lifting anything that gives you any pain in that area until it goes away. You'd be further ahead going to a masseuse than a chiropractor. Or you could move to a first world country where people see doctors.

I live in Sweden, any medical care is completely free. It's just that I need to make an appointment and it takes 2 weeks waiting. and also I don't like hospitals, they are kinda freaky.

hi. You need to stretch before and after your activities.
