What would /fit/ recommend?

I would like to lose weight, and although I'm very active, I'm also a chronic snacker.

Is there a safe product I could take which might stimulate that "full" feeling so that I might stop eating all the damn time?

QFT! Stop snacking on useless crap, snack on veggies. You'll feel less of an urge to snack when you're eating properly.

Comedy option: more whiskey.

some kind protein every few hours, balanced out with some natural carbohydrates (like fruit pieces, banana slices, apple, blueberries, etc) included too. your body is *constantly* in need of fuel, give it what it needs.

I have the same problem, Anon. And the worst part is my housemate keeps making homemade flapjack to snack on. :(

Cottage cheese, dried fruit, Rice+fruit yogurts. They're filling for snack food.

With a truly proper diet, you'll be wishing you didn't have to eat so often. If you're very active, you can eat 5 meals a day at about 500 calories a piece.

I'm eating less than that and I *almost* feel like I have to cram my meals down my throat. I never have the urge to snack and I'm still losing weight. If you're still running on 3 meals a day, toss in an afternoon snack of what everybody else has been recommending. Turn it into a full blown meal if you are able.
