Do X Jumping jacks or seal jumping jacks. They are great dynamic stretches and help get you warmed up before a lift. 10 reps of each should do it.

Side strattle hops are ok for cardio and remedial leg workouts.

Do little man in the woods (squatting version of jumping jacks) for extra SQUATZZZZ effects.
