Quick question expecting quick answer but any answer would do, average body fag here, toned but nothing really special, want to get more weight so I changed my routine and now I'm going for a better diet for gaining weight/building mass. I'm eating one can of tuna daily, and drinking 1L of milk daily (or should I force myself to 1.5 or 2?)

Will this new diet help? the tuna is on sandwiches and the milk is chocolate'd (:D) also this is not the only thing I will eat, I'm not counting the three daily meals my host gives me.

Sounds good, just make sure you're supplementing all that food by hitting your muscles hard in the gym.

actually I'm a home exerciser (closest gym is 5-6 hours drive). And yeah even at home I'm a pretty hard on myself while working out, of course I know my limits and only do it 3-4 times a week

No. I just have seen thread after thread fill up with people telling people to drink a gallon a milk a day, or other shit like that, and then whine when people say to eat anything less as if it's going to do NOTHING.
