Is there any difference in terms of healthiness between red and green grapes? Seedless or seeded?

i find that the seedles ones tend to be less of a choking hazard.

seriously though, i hear darker grapes are more nutrient-rich, and seeded grapes are as well. i guess it's like how apples have nearly no nutritional value in the way of vitamins and are just hard sugary plant material -- there's no color inside. i'm not sure if this can be broadly applied to all fruit.

anyway seedless grapes are not natural. they're only seedless because they've been tampered with by mankind. i tend not to trust man-manipulated food.

although i doubt i've eaten real chicken in the last 5 years...

sorry to bring you the bad news, but nearly all food has been altered by man.
Examples: Apples used to be the size of berries.
Strawberries, well sometimes you find wild ones and they are tiny.
Grain, corn, potatoes, tomatoes, EVERYthing has been bred to be bigger.
