So /fit/, I've had a semi-success with a little problem I have.

About a year ago, I was at 214 pounds. Now I'm hanging in at 166 after changing my diet up and exercising more. I also got a job that involved me biking about a mile and a half to and from work about 3 months ago, and that helped a bit.

My question is, what's a good target caloric intake if I don't do much exercise aside from the daily biking and occasional run on the treadmill?
Also, if I attend high school and end up working 5 hours each work night, what's a good way to fit in more exercise aside from going to the late night gym?

Pic related, it's like the bike I ride.

Use that site to get a rough estimate of your energy input/output.

As far as getting in more exercise, just add a bit more time to your commute. I.e., take a longer route.
