hey /fit/ so i usually eat nothing but pretty healthy food. I mean bran cereal with soymilk for breakfast. banana and apple for lunch, some baked meat and some fresh veggies for dinner. I don't eat heavy foods. I don't drink sodas or anything other than water really.

However, today I ate chinese food for lunch, and a lot of it, it was greasy, it felt weird in my stomache for a while after lunch, and I felt bad. but now (roughly 3 hrs after lunch) I am super super hyper and wired. WHY?! am I gonna crash? I don't understand why I feel this way.

I think I'm going to drink a rockstar, just to see how wired I can get.

Bad idea?

SOrry this thread is all over the place I can't keep my mind straight, and I work a desk job so this is bad to be this hyper.

Pic related, these kids look how I feel.

I don't know but it's gotten worse. I drank a sugar free/ no carb rockstar. and now I'm going crazy. I'm all over the place, so my boss noticed and made me clean the entire office, which is huge, and normally takes 3 people about an hour, and I did it in about 40 minutes, and did a freaking crazy awesome job of it and now I'm more hyper than ever. WTF??

/fit/ what's going on i'm going loco, hombre

tbh you need to eat more. you're starving yourself. put another two meals in the middle of that and see how you feel.

You probably feel 'hyped' because you actually have enough fuel in your body from gorging on Chinese food. After the initial fullness and gluttony subsides, you have a bunch of raw energy in your gut. All those carbs are a good thing.

Try eating a balanced diet of 4-6 300-500 calorie meals a day and see how your energy levels are...

you're going to die. you shouldn't have eaten that food, but its too late for that now. right your will and say goodbye to your loved ones.
