so i've begun to powerwalk 5 times a week to loose some weight and what I wanna know is if about 8200 steps is a good count for a session after work/weekendim 186cm long male weighing 92kgsI have a pretty high tempo but maybe I should go a longer distance to make me burn enough? currently im walking approx 8km in 1h 10mins~my goal is to go down atleast 10kgs in 4-5 months
