Hahaha. Real funny, anon.
Feel like giving real advice?

He just did. I haven't heard of any weight loss supplements that actually do anything.

I'm not that guy but that's good advice, you should try it.

Well, I do weightlifting and various other exercises, but I haven't seen any weight loss off of my midsection...

In all seriousness, check for a product called "Stimutacs". They're a very good dietary supplement, deriving most of it's power from kelp. Other ingredients are used as well, though not as important...

Any fat loss supplements usually involve violently shitting out the meal you just ate. greasy violent shitting.

I have to agree with OP...
I have been working out 3 times a week for the last two months. I workout 1hr weights and 1/2hr Cardio each of the three days.

I have seen like 2lbs weight loss and am beginning to see definition in my abs. (slight though)

Supplements are for people who have their diet and training down pat and need that little bit of an edge. Any improvement you make in your food and exercise is going to be so much better than any supplement.

Tom Venuto put it best. Diet and exercise are 97% of the equation, supplements are the other 3%. Don't worry about that 3% until the other 97% is down pat.

only 2 supplements have ever had real impact for me.

ephedra, and you have to be smart when using it. it's not a miracle drug but it helps.

creatine is the other.

"hurrrrr, creatine is for gaining size not losing fat!"

shut up, assface. creatine amplifies your natural gains in the gym. that's why i go to the gym, to see gains. if i see these gains, it keeps me motivated to keep going to the gym and working hard. so part of creatine's fat loss is psychological, it keeps me coming back and working out, which makes me lose weight. whatever helps, and some days, i really could use some extra motivation.

second, creatine helps build muscle size. pound for pound, muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than fat tissue. so 2 people of the same height, each weighing 180 lbs, one at 10% body fat and one at 20%, will have completely different metabolisms and burn fat at different rates. guess which one burns fat faster?

so creatine CAN help lose fat (while building muscle), but you need to actually get your ass of the couch for it to work.
