I religiously consume my whey. Two scoops mixed with water as a midmorning snack and two scoops with water within 30 minutes of completing my workout.

I think all other supplements; creatine, "fat burners", etc, are huge amounts of bullshit.

Whey is relatively cheap in bulk, and if anything it's certainly got a strong placebo effect, but...

How much of what I'm consuming is actually being digested? Do I just urinate it the bullk of it out regardless?

chances are you're wasting about half of it.
Make one drink, consume some time before your workout, half after. Maybe do it again later in the day.

All of it is being fucking digested, jackass. What you you want to be asking is whether or not you're consuming more than your body needs for the specific purpose of muscle regeneration.

The answer: neither I, nor anyone here can tell you, because none of us know anything about you. As you said before, it's relatively cheap in bulk. If you end up consuming a small excess, it's not going to hurt you. Better than not getting enough, right?

You're not pissing it out, regardless, though. It's essentially food. You don't piss out excess food, your body breaks it down into energy and then if it goes unused, turns it into fat. The great thing about whey protein is that it just happens to have the amino acids needed to repair muscle extremely efficiently.

Body digests 50gm protein every 3 hours and if you're having more than that then stop it.

By that logic, if I eat a pound of steak all at once, I'm going to shit most of it out, completely undigested.
