Sup mis/fit/s? Here's yet another "advice pls" thread, yeah.. I know, sorry.Anyway, I'm moderately fit 5'8", 153 lbs. I've always worked out and ate healthy, but during the last semester I put on a few pounds. I would like to lose a couple dozen pounds and significantly reduce my body fat (which I have no idea the % atm), but I don't want to suffer from muscle loss.I have access to a gym, and I can workout for about 1.5 hours, but I don't really have the luxury of spreading this throughout the day, so I have to do whatever exercises I am going to do then and there. So my question is - what would be the best routine for fat loss, while consuming as little muscle as possible?I love sprinting, and rowing, and I'm also a big fan of SQUATZ, deadlifts, hang cleans, power cleans, ham-glute situps, and pull ups. Less so of purely arm exercises. So what should I do? HIIT sprinting every day and lifting every other day? Or mix in some LSD running?Just for reference I eat about 2000 calories a day, 40% protein, 40% carbs, and 20% fat, although I'm trying to work on getting that fat percentage up and that carb percentage down. Thanks for any help /fit/.
