what do you want to achieve? more energy, less cravings, less mood swings? then lower the carbs by 15-20% and up the fat 15-20%

I'm trying to lose fat and gain muscle.
So how would you suggest I up the fat? What foods are good for that?

in order to lose body fat you must consume fat, otherwise your body will hold on to them because that's how we are built

good sources of fats: walnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, olive oil, coconut oil, grassfed meats, good eggs, grassfed butter, raw milk.

thank you so much. So would it be wise to (let's hypothetically say) to have 1 tbs of olive oil by itself every day?

no a lot of people do that to get more fat in their diet, mostly because they don't have the funds for expensive meats and nuts, but it's still a viable option nonetheless.

actually i mean it would be wise if you cannot get a lot of fats from sources such as meats and nuts
