RON PAUL, /fit/.

I was wondering...

Is it possible to build decent muscle mass without weightlifting? I don't have access to a gym or weightroom (I live in the country), and I want to bulk up somewhat. Currently 6'1", 170.

I always heard just doing bodyweight exercises very slowly and deliberately was a good way, is this true?

Pic unrelated.

do decline incline and regular push ups. Figure out a way to do pull ups. And sit ups. You won't get bulky, but you can get cut.

god damned fat stupid rural americans are such shit.
they spend their lives in their pickup with the AC on, sitting there with a 64oz big gulp while snapping into a slim jim and listening to rush on satellite radio tell them how they're all a bunch of badass john wayne cowboys and that they're the real americans.
pussiest and fattest single demographic in the country

The front lever and planche ought to take about 3-4 years to complete from nothing, but no one will fuck with a guy who can do a planche.
