Monday is going to be the start of my mental and physical change into a more healthy lifestyle.
But I feel that over the weekend I must do something...I must purge myself.
/fit/ I ask of you, what foodstuffs will help me empty out and clean my system ready for Monday.
And please I don't want to end up shitting my colon out.
