hi /fit/in exactly three weeks i'm going on this trip with my friends, and we're going to be going to dance clubs and whatnot.anyways, i'm about 145 now, a girly, 5"4ish, and I want to know whats the best way to lose as much weight as possible in those 3 weeks.i'm willing to do anything! i own a treadmill too, so someone give me some pointers!thanks. :]

are there any specific foods i should stay away from?my one friend told me to eat less bread and more fish, is this true?
eat only veggies and very little meat forthose 3 week and run you will be slot thinner also if you need to take vitamins
