Ok /fit/ I've decided to use training supplements as I have reached a plateau with training and was wondering what anyone’s previous/current experience or advice would be with them. I have had a few people recommend maximuscle supplements, however I am worried that I will spend a shit load of moneys on a product that will either do sweet fuck all for me, taste like crap, or make me feel sick. I want to gain more muscle, and strip back some of the remaining fat I have, so a diet, extra weight sessions, and cyclone and progain. Which flavours don’t taste like ass?

I'm considering this as well as upping weights and swapping cardio and weight training around.
