week 1:
monday: 4 x 30 sec jog, 30 sec sprint wednesday: 4 x 30 sec jog, 30 sec sprint friday: 5 x 30 sec jog, 30 sec sprint
week 2:
monday: 5 x 30 sec jog, 30 sec sprint wednesday: 6 x 30 sec jog, 30 sec sprint friday: 6 x 30 sec jog, 30 sec sprint
you see a pattern emerging here right. im currently on 15 sets after 3 months and it feels good man
