Ok I've been working out for a while but I'm finally deciding to try to limit my diet.

The first thing I'm looking at is breakfast, I have some quaker rolled oats for oatmeal, but what can I do to make this not taste like complete ass without fucking up the health factor of it?

Mix in a banana or some raisins, and keep tasting them, rather than the oatmeal.

Also, sugar / honey. You really need only half a spoon to make it eatible.

Whats the best amount to eat for breakfast when I do some weight training every day along with some regiment of pushups/sit-ups

I was thinking 1 cup of oats and 1-3/4 cup of water

or should I stick with half a cup of it?

1. breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, so if you wanna be making smaller meals then start with your dinner.
2. don't try and be too freakin' picky at the beginning. Intro oatmeal is the isntant stuff in packets. Make it with milk and it tastes great. If you try and start with the hardcore stuff, you won't develop a taste for it and will soon go back to Froot Loops.
