I've cut down on sugar and caffeine, I only drink water now.I try to have less sodium and trans fat.I brush and floss once a day now.I take a multivitamin /w mineral every day.
Drink water and sometimes tea.No junk/refined/processed foods.Work out 5~6 days a week.Eat less more often.Trying to fix my sleep schedule.
