Hey fit I just did some sit ups and pushups and 30 minutes or so of cardio and I'm covered in sweat like I just went swimming in a sweat pool.

Is this a good start? Y/N

Yes. Good for the heart / circulation. Just take it easy when you swim. :)

OP here. I could never find a consensus on doing Squatz a "right" way as there's a ton of different ways.

Chair squatz? Would that be good?

I'm gonna try pullups/chinups/whatever when I can put together a bar and add that in. Always wanted to be able to do them.
