Hey all.I stopped running cause the doc said I should. Knee pain not so much during, but now and then. Especially when descending stairs.Said I'll end up having osteoarthritis when I'm older. Said to do quad exercises to strengthen. Does /fit/ have any exercises they would recommend to strengthen and help eliminate the pain?Currently I ride an exercise bike, but the pain still comes and goes.

see a chiropractor. they'll fix you up, so you can handle those exercises better.
