Personally, I think breathing and meditation is the way to go. Bonus points if you make hand/arm gestures to go with breathing. Breathe in: scoop arms in. Visualize collecting negative energy (stress, anxiety, etc) Breathe out: push arms out. Visualize removing negative energy.
