i have started a new diet recently
Every 2-3 hours - a good meal, such as
bowl rise+meat
bowl of buckwheat
fried skinless chicken
fried eggs with bread
lots of fruits (those dont count as meals)
"pelmeni" - basicaly boiled dough+meat

In total i have about 6 full meals per day + fruits and some peanuts.
Also im training in the gym - full body workout 3 days/week

I hope i can gain some mass this way.

145 pounds 6'1'' right now - hoping to gain atleast -15-20 pounds of muscle mass.
