What does /b/ recommend to gain massi understand more weight less reps is the most common way to get bigger but does the speed at which you do it also matter?oh and with the more weights less reps..would you increase ure sets also? or keep them the same as with wieght you can handle easilyie..you normally bench 150 10 times..with 4 sets...and you do 180-190 5 times..but how many sets?
