I bought a doorway chin up bar the other day. What exercises can I do with it other than the chin up? Is there anyway I can use it to build the pectoral muscles?

I do a set of press ups, chin ups, sit ups, and reverse-chin ups before bed, is it healthy to do this every night and how much warm up/down time should I do.

yes, just take a few days off if you start feeling any joint/tendon pain
