go volunteer, join the peace corps or just take it easy and read a few good books. Don't be too hard on yourself, take each day as it is and try to make goals for yourself. See it as a workout, maybe set your first goal to find a job and work at it as you would in a gym. Once you accomplish that, choose another goal. If all else fails, you can join the army, I have a relative who was in the same position and the army put his life together... but then again you might just get killed.
