"Carb/Sport Drinks are OK Before, During and After a Workout" Well, it depends on the person, again. Also, because these carbs are fast absorbing, if you're feeling down or tired during a workout, then a bottle of gatorade will often make you feel better and finish the workout properly.
I mean some things were good, ad some things weren't.
