Its really all about what you feel comfortable with though. Obviously eating a lot of fruit and vegetables is good, and eating a decent amount of grain is good too. Minimize eating red meats and dairy in excess, and avoid fats whenever possible.
Its pretty simple, you don't have to go all out on a diet plan to eat healthy, just make smart choices. I think we should make a /fit/ guide to eating healthy at fast food restaurants. Its possible, just hard.
