So /fit/ I just wanted to share an exercise with you that I think is pretty good for days when you might not have enough time to hit the gym or for people without gym access. It requires the following:- A sturdy chair, or above knee height surface, that will take the weight of you and any added weight.- A backpack and shit to put in it to make it as heavy as possible.Fill your backpack with books or bottles of water or anything you can get that's heavy, make it as heavy as you can lift effectively or as heavy as you find comfortable. Then stand facing the chair, and place one leg onto it, lift yourself slowly to a stand on that one leg and lower yourself back down slowly. Change leg and repeat.I'm a decently fit individual, can run a good 8 miles and lift regularly at a reasonably respectable level ( can1.5 BW squat etc.) and this really got my heart going and got some burn going in my legs. Cheap as fuck, great cardio and with enough weight, good balance and slow reps good for those who dislike pistols.Probably not new, but thought I'd share it with you as I've not seen it anywhere else and I'm finding it really effective. Is basically step ups I know but higher and with weight and only ever one leg, but still.

too bad using a backpack instead of db's or bb's is going to completely fuck your back
