Hi /fit/I need some advice. My son is 16 years old, he is 113 pounds, height is 5,5 somewhat, he isa wieght lifter and a soccer player, I need to know how much calories he needs to take in.Since he's in soccer, he has to stay fit to stay aggressive, but also wants to stay muscular to stay strong for body building.He does soccer on tuesday,wednesday,and thursday, he also has a game every saturday.He lifts weights like nearly everyday after he gets home from school. likely between 3 and 4 thousand kcals per day is the healthy range for him... probably closer to 4000

He's light, so probably about 2500 a day, 3000 tops.
