I need Your advice! tsuk
Dear /fit/

I'm a slightly underweight average person.
5'11 130 pounds.
I should be eating somewhere around 1628 calories to maintain my weight.

Now i have some issues about weight gaining since i'm currently on accutane to take care of my back acne so gaining more than 10pounds isn't a good thing, Also losing any weight will be a serious problem.

I'd like to become fit, For all my life i've drank pop and very little good things (Milk, Water) Recently i went to drinking water and milk(3%) only.

I've got several pictures of my body with specific areas i'd like to improve on. Any advice would be very helpful.

I'm not looking to be mr.muscles tho, Just stronger and much more toned.

Now, I've been doing:
4x 30 Pushups
4x 30 Situps
4x 5 Pullups

As in four times a day.

Quick jog for 1.1km, Quickwalk for .3km, Quickjog uphill for .5km, Quickwalk for .3km and finish with another quick jog uphill for .3km.

I understand i should get some kind of protein powder to consume once i'm done my reps?

I also have a eating problem thanks to my medication were i always feel full, Anything to help over come this?

I also have access to home weights.

I need some food tips and some workout tips.

All advice will be helpful.
Thanks.

instead of picking areas to improve your body, why not just improve your WHOLE body? Besides you won't get real good results unless you work out everything. Read up on starting strength by mark rippertoe, or if you are too lazy to read visit stronglifts.com for a basic strength training regimen. Also look to improve your diet by consuming low amounts of fat, sugar, and high amounts of protein and complex carbs. Though 1628 calories for a person your size will not do it. I honestly suggest that you increase your calorie intake or else you will not see good results.

Everything they are saying is CRAP.
Eat three meals a day.
Rice, beans, meat is something I consume on a daily basis.
Work out for 1 hour maximum.
Fuck reps.
Do it until you feel the burn.
Push ups, pull ups, crunches, DO IT.
Sleep for 8 hours. This is the only time your body will regenerate what you're breaking down.
Don't forget to eat.

Any suggestions on meals which would net me good carbs + calories?

I've been avoiding junk food but i can't seem to hit 2000 calories with healthy food.

you know it's not that hard. Cook chikkunz eat salad make a sandwich eat cheese eat tuna eat egg eat fruit repeat shit it all out repeat again. A healthy meal has many food groups and doesn't arrive from mcdonalds. In short whatever your mother would make for you.

Don't listen to this faggot.
You can eat a fruit every hour to make up for this shit.
What you SHOULD work on first is trying to get an appetite to actually eat so eating a fruit every hour will help with this.
Again, FUCK REPS.

Push Ups, pull ups, CRUNCHES, for upper abs you can extend your legs forward and attempt to pull up.
Have food ready.

I agree, but my method is setting a certain goal, such as twenty reps, once reaching twenty, I decide if i can manage ten more, after ten more I decide weather I can manage five more, and so on until I can go no further.

Look into whey protein, despite how it can sometimes taste shitty. It helps with muscle production, and can add calories with whatever you're eating (it tends to come in powdered shake mix form).

Lots of protein and carbs for getting bigger.

Focus on building muscles on your chest, because it'll help offset the hip size to chest ratio. You're doing a lot as it is, but if you can also incorporate some weight training, you can probably gain some size.
