I recently started working out (about three months ago), and I think I've hit a plateau, as I'm having trouble moving up in weight.

So, what's the best way to get over a plateau?

This man speaks the truth. Change up your routine. I remember doing the same shit all through highschool, and my maxes never went up. However, I've sinced changed my program and my maxes have all increased.
