so here's the deal, i got a recumbent bike mostly i just want to feel better since i program all day and never do anything active.

generally i'm doing 40 mins a day 6 days a week on the bike after dinner. is there anything wrong with this routine that might end up actually making me feel worse?

I promise that if you find a nice place to go walk for an hour to an hour and a half each day you'll feel great all day, every day.

You don't have to do more squatz if you're just looking to be happy.

fuck going outside, some of us have allergies and can't take anti histamines because they fucking cost more than a recumbent bike. NO OP 40 mins a day 6 days a week is a good start but personally i love doing HIIT on my recumbent. And it works with stationary and ...locomotive recumbent bikes whatever. hiit's fun on a recumbent. 20 minutes a day my legs are fucking massive and i can hold my breath for 3 years good luck
