Dear /fit/,

I just cycled 15km, did some mildly intensive training for an hour and cycled back 15km. My heart rate monitor says I used 550kcal (46min) on way there and 640kcal (52min) the way back. I reckon I spent at least 1500kcal. I'm not trying to lose weight.

It is 10pm and I'm hungry. What would be good to eat now? Perhaps OATZ (pic related)?

Why don't you eat a boiled egg, an omelette, a glass of milk, or... at least somethink with less carbs ?

I don't have eggs. I've got bananas, oranges, rye bread, oat flakes, muesli, next five days' dinner, and fat free milk and ketchup. That is all.

Because I'm saving money by eating with as little money as possible (and also cycling 15km back and forth instead of taking the bus). This obviously means that I try to optimize the ratio between the energy I get from food and it's cost. And try to get all the essential stuff along with that.
