So I hear that its better to eat itty bitty meals all throughout the day rather than have a 2 or 3 meals a day. It helps you stay slim, aye?I read somewhere that your metabolism changes depending on what you have eaten the past few days. Why not eating/eating less doesnt work is because your body beleives it is going to run out of food so it produces less calorie burning hormones.If this is all true, what type of diet should I be using if I want to trick my metabolism into losing the fat I have stored in my body? I am just now gaining a pudge after a lifetime of being slim, but even then I still had babyfat. I want to get lean and slim. Any useful links would be greatly appreciated.
