Does /fit/ know if there are any over the counter drugs that will make someone have to piss a lot? I decided to enter a Judo tournament that's this Saturday, but I'm about 3-4 pounds over my usual weight class.

There's better way than that... I'd suggest that you take a condom, fill it with helium, and shove it up your ass. That should make you like 3-4lbs lighter. Good luck.

caffeine or any anphetamine over a certain threshold (like 50 mg caffeine) will cause exessive urination. Even more is a diurectic (number 2).

Spitting constantly will shed water weight.

Clear out your bowels.

Seriously, if you're lazy as fuck clear out your bowels to drop that weight. You could EASILY lose that much from just dehydrating yourself though.

Is the weigh in on the day?

Eat a decent meal early the night before, drink water shit and piss it all out in the morning, don't drink anything or eat anything for the morning weigh-in. Then go and like throw a load of muscle milks and water down your throat.

Yes, it's the same day. There are several hours between the weigh in and when I would have to compete. I was already planning on doing basically what you were suggesting, but wanted to get some extra water weight out too just in case.

Eat lettuce and fruits for the next couple of days... drink some water and see if you can buy some sort of diuretic that will make you pee more DO NOT DRINK LOTS OF ALCOHOL. It is a diuretic, but it will make you dehydrated and thus will perform worse.

If you eat LOW calorie like I said you will lose those pounds naturally. You generally lose about a pound while sleeping alone, so just keep that in mind. Check your weight every day and then plan better in advance for the next event as you do not want to get into a cycle of not eating before an event and then eating to make up for it afterwards. Or think about moving up a weight bracket and do some lifting. You will always perform better if you are making your weight naturally.

Your choice.

Thanks for the advice. I didn't plan ahead because I honestly didn't think I would have the time to compete, so I got lazy.
