Hai mis/fit/sSo how good are wushu forms as a training? Wushu needs both explosive strength and smooth softness in its movements, would it be good for muscle training, or fat-loss?
>>30199Pretty much any martial art will give you the same results. My favorites are Wushu, Muay Thai(forms), and Capoeira for whole body fitness.

weights for quicker results
>>30210Troll.
>>30210Weights for stiff muscles and superfluous texture.
>>30206Capoeiristas always have the most fucking awesome bodies.Lateef Crowder for reference.
>>30224for men yes, but i've seen some disturbingly over worked women.
You should do a combination of Weights and martial arts.
>>30214Obviously knows nothing about lifting weights.Weights =/= stiff muscles. Not stretching = stiff muscles.
>>30245Thats why you should combine weightlifting with a martial art. Best of both worlds.

Do Taekwondo so you can do this.
Wushu will kill your joints. It is just Chinese acrobatics. You might as well take proper gymnastics. Wushu is the Chinese equivalent of stage fencing and fighting in the west.
