Dear /fit/
I'm about 5'6" and 185 lbs.
I'm very self conscious about my weight and have been trying to get leaner yet stay somewhat muscular for the past year but am having almost no results. Two years ago i was 120 lbs. because i was manorexic, but my depression got me to start eating a ton of shit food and now i look like this. What kind of diet and workout routine should I take up. I've been considering taking up cycling.

I'm about 5'8" and used to weigh 205 about a month and a half ago. put on some pounds due to house arrest and I've been watching calories.

I've been eating special k w/ red berries and skim milk for breakfast. I usually skip lunch and eat something around 600 calories for dinner. I also use frozen mandarin oranges as sort of an appetite suppressant/ snack.

I'm down to about 180 after about 7 weeks.

I've had great results, partially due to Lean Cuisine. Low cals, no preservatives, fair amount of choices, most are pretty healthy.

The best part is built-in portion control. In the rare instances I can be bothered to make my own stuff, I'm always tempted to just eat the whole fucking family-sized serving. Lean Cuisine at least makes you realize what a proper serving size is. I stock up when it goes on sale at the market.

Lean Cuisine and the Foreman Grill are really the saviors of the fat, lazy bastard. So are pre-cooked chicken, turkey, and tuna in low carb tortillas.
