I need help, /fit/. How does one go about losing a beerbelly? I'm 5'10, and weigh 230 pounds. I'd like to drop down to 200, but that's not my main problem. I have a massive gut, partly from having a mom that liked to shovel food down my throat, and partly from living in an 'inner city' for most of my life, which lead to not having many chances to do stuff. My dad kinda snubbed a bunch of the shit I tried to do.

Basically, fatty has a beergut and wants to lose 30 pounds. How does he do both?

i think it's implied in step 2... however, for step 5 to then be in fact, true:
step to ought be ammended to do tons of non-pussy cardio (ie - cardio that pushes you to somewhere near your limits, and holds you there)

I run 3-5 miles a day on the treadmill, but that doesn't seem to be helping me at all. I don't eat much at all, since I've been trying to 'cut down' on how much I eat. I've just got this massive beer gut that won't go away, and I don't know why.
