this is what i hate about counting calories
today i had about 400 cals left
I eat this thinking oh cant be more then 400 cals
its almost 1000....
i was so fucking pissed
and yeah it was gross,dont ask why i ate it cuz idk

tl;dr what to do when eating food without labels ?
before i saw a piece of grilled chicken and i though "ok not friend,gotta be 100 cals max" then i look it up 350...

guess the number of calories. Assume the worst and multiply by 3. Check when you get home, and subtract the extra calories.

Sorry, you're just going to have to learn not to eat shit. Of course it was 1000 cals. I would have guessed twice that. Have a real fucking sandwhich.
Basically, the more processed and greasy something is, the more calories. Also, the sweeter it is. Really, you should be able to figure out what's high calorie and what isn't without even memorizing.
