What are some of the best exercises to increase flexibility? I'm already fairly flexible, but I would love to get more dancer-flexibility.

Being strong doesn't mean you're inflexible, but there is a reason that dancers look like dancers and bodybuilders look like bodybuilders. You can't cheat physics.

What about balance? To do the standing splits (like the pic) you need incredible balance. Is there anything you can do to work on it or would better balance come with more exercise and flexibility-training?
