hey /fit/ just bought a punching bag and gloves.
what should i do with it?

Set a timer to 2 minutes, do 3 2 minute rounds practicing jabs, hooks, uppercuts, and cross punches with 45-60 seconds of rest between rounds, grow in intensity as the "fight" goes on and don't let yourself stop punching! Throw kicks if you want/are into that. You'll love how you feel afterwards, trust me.

im building a stand for the punching bag so i can have it inside my room. i was going to buy one but its like 100 dollars. here is picture of my friend helping me. its not done yet, i will buy some more wood tomorrow and finished it. ill post picture when im done. :)

A good cardio exercise that also builds punching power is to hit the punching bag as hard as you can with straights and jabs, FAST. Just start wailing on it for a good 3 minutes straight, then take a break and do it again, take a break, and do it once more. I guarantee, your lungs and arms will burn, but it will be well worth it.
