Can anyone recommend one from personal experience?As of now, I do 15x2 one arm barbell snatches (1 with each arm), followed by 15x5 box jumps.5'9"155 lbs.One arm snatch: 90 lbs., possible 95/100 lbs. for 1x1, but I never triedVertical: 25"Box jump: Not sure; a little below elbow heightSquat: 340 lbs. at peak, probably 310 lbs. nowDeadlift: 425 lbs.Bench: 200 lbs.

for your height, the most ideal weight for optimum strength it probably more around 85kg, putting on weight will also help a ton.the people in your weight class are much shorter than youthis is if you are thinking about competing
