Dark vegetables Anonymous
I hear dark green vegetables is best with the most nutrients. Like romaine lettuce is superior to iceberg lettuce. I don't really like vegetables, I eat lots of *fruit* instead. I'm a lazy anon, what am I missing out? I take supplements and eat well, except for well that. Only vegetables I have daily are carrots.

Supplements are never the way to go. Healthy eating is the way to go. Supplements are only for those extreme circumstances where, for some reason out of your control, you can't get some vitamin or mineral that you need.

If you are missing anything, it's probably just some key vitamins. If you eat lots of VARIETY of fruit, you're probably fine though. See this chart:
