avoid it when your sick the milk just causes your body to make more mucus, so it just makes you feel shittier
I only drink one with the meal I have 1.5 hours before workout or with the meal I have 1.5 hours after the workout. Even though it says I should drink 2-3 shakes daily. Sometimes I don't drink one at all.That is because there is protein powder for 13 shakes in a box that costs 10 bucks. 10 bucks.
