Hey /fit/, i think i have assymetric legs.
When i squat i have trouble to put my legs in a symmetric way. i always have one feet in front of another and putting them paralel makes me feel i'm using more one feet than another.

What should i do? I really wanna do squats i heard they're anabolic and can increase genereal strenght by radiation effect

your muscles arent equal, thats why it feels like that. keep doing it.

oh really? when i think about it i used to do leg extensions b4.
do you think i need to stretch my quads more? i hope it's true that if i continue my legs will get equal..

Try one-legged squats and work the weak leg more
>> Anonymous
>>65514
how do i know wich one is the weak leg?
>> Anonymous
>>65559
Because it will be weaker when doing one legged squats. Fucking christ.

i sense contradiction.

OP pic is what happens when all you care about are SQUATZ and REAL STRESNTH YEAH instead of balance, symmetry, and an overall body plan.

True Fact - body builders are cooler than strongmen, with the exception of Marius Pudj... Who is both.

Bodybuilding is about physique; Strength training is about FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH. Bodybuilders are often USELESS in any application outside bodybuilding because their body is not well balanced or coordinated. Bodybuilding typically builds muscle DISPROPORTIONATELY to it's natural use in real applications.

Also, if fat Strongman X decided to cut weight, he would look as good as any bodybuilder. You don't see them cutting weight because it would take away from actual training.

Powerlifters don't really have functional strength. Sure, they have tons of squatting and benching ability, but you'll find some that will wheeze going up stairs.

Powerlifting is about big numbers in one repetition.

fuck yeah you are right. but he's a troll.

Neither powerlifting or bodybuilding provide "functional" strength.

Join the military and try out for the SEALS if you want to see if your strength has application outside of the weight room. You'll fail so fucking hard.

Probably because they're fat as shit, but you can't deny that deadlifts, benches, and squats DO build functional strength.

Functional strength is doing something that looks like a real-life function. Carrying heavy shit across the yard, up stairs, etc.

Benches and other compound movements can build a good base strength for doing these, but they shouldn't be worshipped as the way that real strength is exerted.

SO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING THEN IS PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT? DAMN DUDE YOU SHOULD WRITE THAT DOWN AND MAKE IT INTO A SAYING, YOU COULD BE FAMOUS.

I'd like to, but in all fairness...

Your mom coined it after raising her rate from $10 to $15 a trick, citing that she mastered her cock-sucking skills from practice upon the diseased cocks of many, many, many foreign sailors down at the wharf.

NO i DON'T THINK THAT'S WHAT HE'S SAYING

You faggots act like body builders dont squat or deadlift or whatever. Body builders are far from useless at every day activities. They're incredibly strong. They have tremendous muscle mass and low fat.

Faggots always hate body builders because they have the dedication to not only build strength, but also maintain low body fat. Like Ronnie Coleman says "Everybody wanna be a body builder, aint nobody wanna lift no heavy ass weights."

If you think body builders are useless at every day activities, just look at Arnold Schwarzenegger. In many of his movies he actually does the hardcore shit, like lifting up cards or carrying real tree logs on his back.

I challenge any faggot here who thinks body builders are useless to go up to one and pick any fucking exercise and see how does more weight.

to OP
lighten up your weight (a lot) and go through the motion SLOWLY, make sure you watch yourself and if you can, have a friend watch you too to make sure you use proper form...add weight back in while continuing to police youself (eventually muscle memory takes over...)
