hay /fit/. I know you're supposed to drink 10 metric fuckgallons of water a day to keep your metabolism in shape, so I was wondering; does tea count? Say, if I were to make a jug of very strong, looseleaf, herbal tea, and add nothing to it, would it serve the same purpose? I assume so, but I'm a fatlard idiort, so I figured I'd ask.

Pic related, I bet.

Sure. Tea is water with some tea stuff suspended in it, so... yeah.

yes, tea actually works better. it doesn't dehydrate like coffee and offers health benefits like antioxidants and an extra boost in metabolism. the best way to do it is like the British do, small tea breaks throughout the day and you'll feel more energized then you would after one grande from starbucks

You need to be careful about the caffeine content. Some teas can contain more caffeine than a cup of coffee. You don't want to be sipping on a jug of caffeine all day.

How about Coke Zero?

NO tea contains caffeine. If it has caffeine in it, it isn't real tea, it's some bullshit Sobe "Arizona Tea" crap full of added sugar and caffeine.

Any tea you get from a teabag won't have caffeine.

No, tea has naturally occurring caffeine. I've never heard of any tea having more caffeine than coffee.
