I'm going out on a limb here...but I think I have the answer to your question.

Spend time in a concentration camp until your fat ass hits about 95-100 range. Once all that excess muscle, water and fat are out of your system, slowly build yourself back up on a mostly protein diet. Tough, I know, but it works.
