How do I get my traps bigger? What are the best exercises for them?

but on a serious note, do this:
Trapezius Dumbell Exercises

Upright Row
1. Stand upright, feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent. Hold 2 dumbells against your thighs.
2. Keeping the weights close to your body, raise the dumbells up to your chin.
3. Hold for a count of 2 and slowly lower to the start position and repeat.

Shrugs
1. Stand upright, feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent. Hold 2 dumbells against your thighs.
2. Keeping your arms straight 'shrug' your shoulders as high as they will go and hold for a count of 2.
3. Relax and repeat.
4. Do not roll your shoulders backwards as you shrug up. This can cause damage to your rotator cuff muscles over time.

Op here. I loaded this up to 4 plates of 45 (2 on each side) and can shrug this. Not sure how many times, but i know i can. Thing is, my traps are smaller compared to others who shrug just as much.

From what I've read, presses work out your shoulders, and traps are only there to stabilize your workout.
I'm trying to target my Traps to make them bigger, but i don't mind doing my shoulders either.

Obtain a duffel bag.
Fill with 60 lbs of whatever you want, clothes, sand, etc.
Walk in one direction with said bag until your traps just start getting sore (shouldn't take too long)
Enjoy the agonizing trip back
Receive unnaturally large, yet useful traps

I'd say deadlifts are better, mainly because its about as good, is easier and is far less dangerous without a cage/spotter.
