hey /fit/, first time posting on these boards.i'm 5'9", and 180 lbs. I want to lose some of my gut in a month. I plan on running about a mile a day, and I already eat pretty healthily.how much weight will i lose in a month, and is there any ways to lose more, quickly?
Depends on how much your calorie deficit is.You should also consider lifting weights
4 kilograms per month is pretty good, if it's over that you're likely burning more muscle than fat
a mile a day wont do squat. maybe if you super sprint that shit. Either way you're gonna run from between 8 mins and 13 mins depending on how fast you go..
8 pounds a month is the healthy way.But you'll probably lose some more the first month due to the water weight.
