question, iam trying to tone and slim down and have been doing a pretty intense workout 6 days a week, however i want to be very slender and lean...not bulky at all.... and for breakfast ive been adicted to brkfast wraps which is scrambled egg, bacon and cheese.... i realize thats a shitload of chorestoral and saturated fat but its also a good ammount of protein, i tried breakfasting on an apple and it didnt quite hold me over, will the breakfast wrap fuck trying to get all slender and lean up? iam not a too obbsessive with eating healthy though I have put some effort into eating less and healthier.
