Hey /fit/,
I plan on wrestling this year. I'm a natural at it, and tend to beat guys much heavier than me pretty easily. Since I really want to kick ass, though, I need to get in shape. What sort of workout/condition would you suggest for a wrestler looking to build serious muscular and cardiovascular endurance? Power and strength are secondary. I weigh 150 lbs. now, and am 5'9, at around 15% bodyfat.

No, power and strength are primary. You're loaded with fat, so I guess you're a technician. If you really want to dominate, get stronger and leaner.

I don't get it, you say you want to build serious muscle but power and strength are secondary.

Olympic lifts (high repetition cleans = explosiveness plus cardiovascular workout)
Banded box squats (explosiveness)
Sled drags
Thrusters

Have a look into Crossfit workouts. Sounds like that might be good for what you're looking for.

Starting Strength. As a former wrestler, Crossfit was a waste of time, and I wish I knew how to lift big in the offseason. As the one of the other commenters mentioned, conditioning (muscular and cardivascular endurance) comes from practice. Seems you have at least a month before the season starts, you can probably put on 40 pounds onto your squat and 60 pounds on your deadlift.
