you want exercise to *lose* muscle mass? Try sitting on your ass all day - but not eating.

Alternately, while it won't help you lose muscle, doing aerobic stuff burns calories without gaining msucle (or at least as much).

Stay away from doing things that will increase your testosterone like weight-lifting. It generally helps to sit around, do nothing stressful, and remain fragile because that way your body stops developing until you take your hormones and maybe have your surgery. The key is be skinny, be young, and be patient. It'll take about a damn good year before you see any real transformation.
