Not unless you are a monster and feel like possibly sacrificing your shoulders. When i said I could do 7, that means when I am showing off, because otherwise there is no real purpose to doing them in the first place. Stick to weighted wide-grip pullups and watch your back get wide.

Bodyweight isn't the determining factor in OACs, it's being strong enough to do one in the first place.

That said, very few people can do OACs, but it's a pretty rewarding ability, I'd imagine.
