Areas I'd work listed in order of importance.

Biceps, Shoulders, upper pecs, triceps, forearms, then traps.

I hope this is a troll... You are overworking by a fucking LONG SHOT. You should never work out a body part that is sore, and training the same two muscle groups every day is terrible.

Move on to a workout regime that's more segmented like maybe - Shoulders, Back, Chest, Legs, Arms and repeat. This will give you the time you need to recover. You will see that you lift heavier and get better results when you don't overtrain.

lol, talk about devoted. neway, that soudns pretty good if you can actually keep it up for a few weeks. if you can then youll prolly see big gains.

to improve it tho you might want to think about adding in some reverse crunches too. itll give your routine just enough diversity to keep things interesting and itll work out tiny areas that normal crunches cant reach
