I'm in trouble fit.

I was just doing some pull ups and after I got down from the bar I just about doubled from a pain in my gut. This has never happened before, Its gotten a little duller as I'm sitting here on my floor, but every time I try to stand up it just gets worse. Did I give myself a hernia or something like than?

Sounds like you pulled a muscle. Go take a bath, then lie down for awhile. You may be sore for a few days. Dont do exercises that work your core, infact, don't exercise at all for at least 5 days.

>pain in my gut

Be way more fucking specific if you want a diagnosis. When, exactly, did it start? Where in your gut is it? Is it localized or radiating? What kind of pain? Throbbing? Stabbing? Tearing? Aching? Dull? Does it get worse when you move? How are you moving to make it worse? Etc. Be descriptive

It started the second I put weight on my legs and stood up. By gut I mean my abdomin, from under the rib cage don to my navel, all the way across both sides. It is a deap, throbbing pain that is so intense that I can't stand up.

It's not a hernia, then. Is breathing painful?

Yes, slightly, although not so much if I breath up in my chest instead of with my diaphragm.
