plateau Anonymous
I'm 25, 6'0" 165 lbs. Have plateau'd, hard. Was measured at 10%bf and want to get to 6%, I eat 6 small protein based meals a day, do lots of interval and circuit training, some standard weight training 3 days a week, try to never do the same workout twice, really push myself, do SQUATZ, run, and have seen no real progress in the last 3 months besides a little muscle gain. It's like my body doesn't want to get leaner.

THE MAN IS RIGHT. You just need more muscle to burn out those last few pounds. Do more abs, looks like you could increase the definition of your lower ones. Also start do more traps. Don't worry about weight gain because its gonna happen as you workout, not necessarily fat though.

I do 3 sets of 10-12 reps with 155 once a week. Or did u mean 1 rep max? Haven't tested in a minute but I think I could maybe get 210 up once or twice.

So up calories and less reps/more weight? And yes lower abs are a prob for me, they're under there but the layer of fat on top buries them. I'm afriad to train my abs too much because I'm worried they'll get too bulky

I know it won't last, I've been killing myself and I miss beer and cake too much to do it forever, just a personal goal. Maybe diaretics would help? I don't take any suppliments besides whey protein shakes. Thx for all the advice anons, I'm gonna try zig zagging and building more muscle.
