Arguing about chest to floor vs ~90 degrees is like arguing which martial art is the best. I personally don't like chest to floor because my right shoulder is a little weird.
Besides, the guy in your video is: 1 - taking his sweet time in order to demonstrate _his_ idea of proper form 2 - contradicting himself - he said to keep your hands at shoulder width, and clearly they are further than that.
