you really think that doing shoulder shrugs is going to somehow make you lose fat?
1.) Eating healthier is at least 80% of getting a better body, if it tastes really good, spit it out. Be a fucking nazi on yourself and take pride when you eat better. Eat six small meals a day, keeps your metabolism working the whole day, never eat two hours before sleep.
2.) If simply fat loss is your goal, then you need to be focusing nearly COMPLETELY on cardio, six days a week, maybe some compound free weights on the off day. You should be absolutely destroying yourself when you do cardio, HIIT style. Keep a stopwatch and see if you're really pushing your heart rate as fast as you can.
