If you're not getting enuff protein, Eat more steak! You prob have rice in a rice cooker so you dont need to worry about making rice every meal. 1. Goto costco and buy some cheap steak. 2. Marinate all in a big ziplock bag 3. Everytime ur hungry, each a steak 4. Steak only takes like 10 mins (5 mins each side) to cook (if you like rare), so you shouldn't complain you dont got time to cook. 4. Profit ???
