Meal-wise, how do you start off your day?

I'm looking to bulk up a bit (skinny-fag here), what should I eat for breakfast? I've usually got like 15-20 minutes in the morning, so a quick meal is desirable.

raw eggs make your shakes extra frothy, and you can't taste em. i use whey-gain banana flavour, and i usually add a banana and a couple eggs to mine.
i like eggs.

gotta eat fibre too though or you'll shit like, twice a week.
