Ok /fit/, here's my situation

I'm about 5'11" and weighed about 215 for a while. Basically I lost about 25 lbs in 6 months by eating less but recently I put it all back on.

My goal is to level out between 190-200 permanently, but I have access to no equipment except for a stationary bike. What can I do to add a small amount of muscle and shed about 20 lbs?

i'd say alternate biking and running, even if you don't lose a whole lot of weight at first, you'll be getting healthier which is better than doing nothing. as far adding muscle with no access to equipment i'd say try to get a pull up bar and start doing pushups like crazy.

Push ups, fag. It's the poor man's bench press.

Also, run. Run like 3-4 miles a day.
