The calories in a Jamba Juice or a smoothy are so high that you should treat it as a meal replacement. We're talking between 400 and 800 calories in these things.
You shouldn't use it as a true meal replacement, ie, one you use every day. But if you're trying to lose weight you shouldn't drink one of these with your lunch. It could be a snack, if you got a small.
