I have one "loose" wrist and one "loose" shoulder; that's no official term, but basically they both crackle and shift a lot, and don't hold up well in moving or supporting lots of weight.
Advice?

Feel like I have a healthy shoulder.
I think I'm going to start lifting again and I'm worried about doing any real lifting with it. And yeah, the wrist just makes me think I'll end up with carpal tunnel or something. Plus I think it has affected my bass-playing.
