I fail /fit/, I fail bad. I just went to the park and achieved 2 chin ups. Then I was too weak to do anymore.

I'm a skinny skinny guy and the only exercise I do is walking and occasionally cycling. Some pushups on weekends. There was even an old chinese guy there who did way more than me.

Advice on how not to fail so bad?

Buy some high quality protein. HIT THE GYM.
Do everything. See what you like. Just work out. You don't need special training. lift things. You are a beginner, so anything you do will help.

Even better, google "Bill Starr 5x5" - I've been on it for about six months now and I've added 80lbs to my deadlift and 60 to my bench, not to mention putting on about 20 lbs (started at 135 @ 6'0")

I can't do chin-ups. I guess that's not uncommon for girls, but I can do tons of pushups, but never done a chinup.

1.)Eat moar meat,fish,cheese, and drink atleast 1L of milk daily.(protein rich foods)
2.)Go to that park daily and do as much of your pullups and chinups as you can, until you feel like shit.
3.)Invest some money into a pair of dumbbells and get to work.
