ITT: muscle definition

so I read about HIIT here in my new favorite board /fit/ and googled some more informations on how to make it

I'm lucky; i've got an exceptional metabolism or body or DNA whatever it is; the kind I could eat fat and coke and shit all day i'm allways ealthy, a prefect wheight, very low fat percentage (I suppose everything that comes in goes out/is pooped except just what I need)

so as I have potential I would like to take it to the next level, I don't really want to become muscular, just muscle definition, so lowing (more) my fat as close to 0% as I can (of course still being healthy)

this is my idea:
some running, but not the 30 minutes on low speed; short runs as fast as I can, as many times as I can
some abs or working back, arms and shoulder the same way; short movements at maximum capacity

amidoinitrite?

tl,dr; we discuss HIIT and give examples about how to apply and it results

calories in vs. calories out

You could eat nothing but junk food but if it has less calories then you're expending you'll be thin. Doesn't mean you're healthy.

What's your blood pressure?

How strong are you? How much endurance do you have?

I wish this board was actually about health and fitness (same thing really). Instead it's about body building and fat loss (fail).

i've had a steady 6% body fat for about 4 months and I don't take any illegal drugs, I could probably go lower but I don't think I want to at this point. When I wasn't training before my body fat was around 9-11% and that was eating taco bell and mcdonalds everyday

>2.17 miles in 30 minutes running

Is that suppose to impress me? Cause it doesn't, and eating junk doesn't make you healthy at all. All you have a is fast metabolism thats it

That's pretty slow to be honest, best I ever got my running to was about a 6:30 mile, which isn't great but beats the fuck out of a 15... wait you go 2.17 miles in 30 minutes? Are you running or walking? Seriously, I walk about a mile in 15 minutes.
