so, /fit/, I'm starting up at the gym tomorrow with my induction.I'm badly out of shape (chubby, but I wouldn't say fat) and I want to get at least noticeable more buff by Christmas.I need any suggestions you can give on what machines I should be using the most, diet plans (examples if possible, please) and frequency.Any suggestions appreciated, thanks /fit/.Holly Willoughby in return.
