Every time I take my blood pressure with a cuff and an automatic sensor it consistently reads >130 for systolic and <60 for diastolic. I'm a 21 year old male, 6'1" 185lbs, I've done crossfit for a year, and I eat far healthier than the average 21 year old male.

What's the deal? I do have a history of pretty bad anxiety/anger but that's been at a pretty good minimum the past couple of years, as far as I know. I read that high systolic was only common in old folks, and young guys with hypertension usually have high diastolic, but my diastolic is quite low. As I take continue to take more readings, my systolic will get lower and lower (often <115) and my diastolic will get higher and higher. Are there any congenital defects that have this specific symptom?

When I lay in bed at night I often get a bit uncomfortable and annoyed by a strong pulse at some specific point in my body. It could be anywhere in my arms, legs, around my chest or neck. Is this normal/related?

This is my diet, very consistent: 1 cup of oatmeal with 1 cup of 2% milk in the morning, with 1 scoop of whey and a banana. Then I have the following meals pretty much every day in various orders: 3-5 whole eggs with a slice of cheese and carrots and celery; pb&j with glass of milk; two handfulls of nuts and two handfulls of berries (hunter gatherer style); yogurt with oats and a bunch of fruit; and finally one large helping of meat, almost always chicken or fish, with a bowl of frozen vegetables, sometimes rice or sweet potatoe if I'm not too lazy to cook them.

That's my routine, and I'd say it's decently healthy. I know eggs have plenty of cholesterol but lots of things I read says egg cholesterol does not equal arterial chol.
