I am completely out of shape, but i want to improve a bit. I currently weigh a bit too much (around 250 pounds, haven't checked lately) 6'1" tallI just tried doing this to see how it felt and how well i could do it:http://preview.tinyurl.com/33nrgdI could do on average i think half the repetitions. Also my floor is really hard. :(I'm thinking i might want to try doing that thing twice a day, and go walking+jogging in the beginning and later just jogging.Does anyone have any pointers on how i should start out, and how well the video above suits me? I'd like to strengthen my arms as well. I have som terribly lightweight old dumbells right now(think they're 7 lbs or so), thinking of getting some heavier ones.Also how bad is Coke Zero compared to regular coke, compared to water. I drink alot of it.Mostly i just wanted your feedback on that video though.
