There are so many reasons why its wrong I'm having trouble trying to start. I shall try to be concise.
Weights - Primary energy source is glycogen, not fat deposits. Cardio - Makes you tired so you lift less weight for minimal muscle growth. Warmed Up Muscles - Good to avoid energy, no impact on weight loss.
Lift first - you will lift heavier and work harder. Your body will eliminate the glycogen stores in the body.
Cardio second - you'll still do cardio just as well and it, being aerobic, will stimulate fat cells into the blood stream for energy, as no glycogen is readily available (used up during weight routine)
This is pretty much accepted and endorsed by everyone in the entire world now.
Cardio to warm up to prevent injury is good though, 5-15 minutes.
