my right triceps near the elbow has been tight for weeks. I tried stretching it but I'm failing. but what really confuses me is why isn't this fucking symmetrical? I'm doing squats, deadlifts, whatever, everything is being applied symmetrically. wth

i already rest 3-4 days between sets, and this tiny tight area only appears when i pull the dumbbells over and behind my head 15-20 times. none of my other exercises provoke it at all. I'm tempted to just not do this one exercise instead for the few weeks it feels like is necessary to heal

I'd rather find a reason that's causing the pain and treat the cause then turn off the pain receptors, or whatever it is the medicine does
