Training in the evening v training in the morning?

I want to start training early in the morn...Is it the same as training in the evening....Do i eat before or after....etc
Advice?

When you say training do you mean lifting or cardio (Running, Biking, etc)?

I do my running in the morning, and lift in the evening every other day. When you do your running in the morning you create a deficit of calories as soon as you start the day. Its been working for me.

I want to switch both weights and cardio to the morning however im bulking atm so im not sure if i want a deficit of calories.

It depends on if you can get yourself up to do it.

I would work out later in the day (afternoon-early evening), but I usually work 4-11.
