Lean Cuisine microwave sammich. 300 Calories, 9g of fat, but a tad much sodium, so im drinking water to offset it. These sammiches are so god damned delicious.
Leftover grilled pork from a few nights ago, half a cup of rice, half a cup of brocolli, 2 glasses of water, a cup of coffee, and a pear.

Double cheese burger from McDonalds, an orange, some almonds and water.
1 poached egg (90 kcal) on top of 1/2 cup veg chili I made (probably about 200 kcal there) which is in turn placed on 1/2 cup quinoa (150 kcal)Plenty of protein and carbs for my 10k bike ride at 3pm.

Had a badly made sandwich consisting of 3 thin turkey slices and a few tomato slices on whole wheat bread. That, and a cucumer, banana, nectarine, and pistachios.Running outta food in my house, so I'm just eating whatever is available.

Chicken Club sandwich from McD's.It wasn't bad and only about 500 calories. Decent, except that I had to scrape about 1.5 tablespoons of mayo off the thing before I could eat it.
