My life is at a turning point /Fit/. Up until a month ago, i was one of those ppl that go to the gym 1-3 times a week, so they could feel better about their empty lives, but one day... when everything seemed like shit, i thought " Why not go to the gym" and so i went. As i was there... i finally felt it... i felt the pump, and ever since then ive been going to the gym every singel day, ive never felt better>_< Now here comes to problem, i am going on a vication to see my girlfriend who lives far away from me, and ill be staying there for a big part of the summer, and i will not have access to a gym

So here comes my question, Do you know of excersizes that i can do to sorta maintain my /fit/ness without using weights? Excersizes and what muscles they put stress on would be greatly appreaciated

google gyms around where she lives and see, look for YMCAs and shit. if you cant, get a set of 20lb dumbells, or if you are strong get some 35s. i go to the gym alot but I have these at home and some days I just feel like getting a pump and sweating and they give a great workout. actually i have to do some sort of workout every day or else i feel i have nothing to wake up for. OP you and me are alot alike, and all the rest of the faggots on this board will never be as strong and in shape as we are and will be.

If it's submaximal, then workouts can be done everyday. although they aren't called workouts. Many strongmen and powerlifters have days of "active rest."

No muscle goes an entire day without being worked at least a bit, unless you're bed-bound.
