Whats the quickest way to burn 150-200 calories without being able to go outside (night time, I don't want to go out) and only having 5 and 10 pound weights?

if you want to look cool, walk around on the balls of your feet while leaning back as your center of gravity will allow while reaching for the sky making circular movements with your arms and clenching your hands. people will think you're stupid but it builds muscle in all the right places while burning calories
if you want hardmode, do it with 40lbs of weight on the front of your body, in the chest area

Actually I just tried this, wow that actually seems to work. I can't really do it though, I have HORRIBLE back problems and leaning back and trying to do this makes me want to collapse.

but if you are really lazy you can do what I do. sit at my computer chair playing games and fidgeting with my feet. you know where you tap the floor with the heels of your feet
or you can pretend to be walking up stairs or riding a bike, but the trick with those is to not let your feet touch the ground

Just incase, lock your chair si the chair doesn't lean back...or you'll die.
