I just want to say thank you.

About 3 months ago I came here asking for help. I was a fatty, and weighed 130 kilos. With your help, and some willpower, I currently way 115 kilos.

I'm still going. My original goal was 100 kilos, so I am half way there, but I am not sure that I want to stop at 100. I will probably keep going.

So thanks again /fit/

Oh, OP. I'd recommend you look at some BMI/Body Fat % thingies so you know what's the optimal weight. Don't go under or above the recommendations and you're a success story. Also, remember to get some pics of your progress, we could use some motivational pictures with actually mis/fit/s.

According to my BMI I should be around 85 kilos or so.

I missed taking photos at 130 and 125, but I've gotten 120 and 115, and will keep taking the rest.

Nice one, keep going, I was in the same situation a few months ago. I'm 6 foot tall and weight 85kilo now. Going to the gym 4-5 times a day for an hour.
