Hey /fit/. How bad is it if i'm lifting weights but only get about 5 hours of sleep? Would that severely hinder muscle development?

Guys, i'm not trying to loose weight here. I'm 6'3", 160lbs, and have a pretty high metabolism. I need some fucking calories. It's not like i NEVER eat veggies.
