Not OP, but honestly do you have any idea what you're talking about?
Chick using device is doing one of the most effective exercises for lower back strength. Grab a plate and you can build a solid amount of mass, too.
I use them myself every other day, which helped me tons in stabilizing myself when squatting and deadlifting.
Device is also effective for hamstring poppers.
So next time you want to argue just for the sake of arguing, at least try to know what the fuck it is your blabbering about.
