How long does it take for you to have a noticeable loss in muscle from not working out? I hadn't been able to work out in a week or two and got caught up with the flu for a week. I lost a total of about 11 pounds over these three weeks with no change to my diet and only cutting out exercise from my routine. I didn't have much muscle to begin with but i feel noticeably weaker now. Did i lose weight from somewhere else or was it mostly muscle? Did i lose a lot of progress?

just pick up where you left off in your lifts, then you will know.
You probably did lose muscle mass. And are probably dehydrated. Just drop the weights a bit and work your way back up.
