I've just kept my dieting simple by only eating when hungry. So, this leaves me eating only like 500-1000 calories daily. Well below my bmr for a 195 lb 6'2" person.

I have high body fat percentage, and little muscle, but I've always been like that. I haven't been exercising, but I have lost weight like this.

Will this fuck my metabolism over, or is starvation mode mostly bullshit? Or will I lose weight and just get used to eating less? (I personally wouldn't mind this, less money to spend on food)

If you're really only eating 500-1000 calories a day, you need help. That's not healthy for anyone. Eat right, figure out how many calories you need a day, eat a little bit less than that if you're trying to lose weight. Do cardio and eat right and you'll loose a lot more weight faster and you won't die from lack of nutrition.

Starvation mode isn't bullshit. And yes, your metabolism will get fucked. Just do it the right way, or you'll put the pounds back on when you're done with your crash diet. Stop being a lazy fat fuck and do some research.
