Hey, /fit/, I need some help. I'm a skinny 18 year old around 100 pounds. For the past 3-4 months I've finally attempted to gain weight in the form of carboloading, taking muscle mass gain formulas, eating a quart of ice cream before bed every other night as well as many other things. I don't do anything except stay home, lurk 4chan and play games. I've always had this freak metabolism but I think I've finally realized just how bad it was. Alot of you complain about losing weight but I need some help on gaining it besides the aforementioned methods. Help me please /fit/..

I read that in order to gain mass and retain muscle, you need to take in 1g of protein per pound you way. My body doesn't seem to be absorbing any protein is what I mean.

faggot. muscle mass formulas work by slowing the buildup of lactic muscles in your arms so you can work a little harder, tearing fown your muscles alot more, which makes them grow back faster.
