Cracky Ass elbows Anonymous
Ive been working out for about 8 months now and ive had the same problem that the personal trainers at my gym told me i would have disappear after about 2 months of working out. My elbows still fucking crack, usually its not too bad, but chest workouts ie. bench press is unbarable and i usually have to quit on the 2nd or so set. Ill be able to do about 5 or so reps and than i hear the crack, and my arm just goes into a fucking frenzy of pain.

as an arthritisfag, i have the same issue (this is half of why I only do bodyweight...

also, check out eccentric exercises... they will strengthen connective tissue and increase functional strength

also, make sure you have proper form good sir, if you do this at a gym ask another guy... or ask these personal trainers
