I hail from /tg/. Please don't beat me up.

I'm 182 cm(5'11 feet) tall, at a stable 69 kilograms(152 pounds), and wish to be rid of the flabbity flab I have on my body, and replace it with muscly muscle. The problem is, i'm exceptionally lazy, and lack the initiative to even do basic exercises in the morning.

So, I leave my fate in your hands. Make this fa/tg/uy a fi/tg/uy.

First off, you asshole. I'm 180, and weigh 95 kilos. I am fat. My ideal weight is actually higher than yours.

Secondly, match exercise with music, and think of it as dancing to music that gets you pumped.
