how do you rotate your workouts?

day one: do chest/abs

day two: shoulders/back

day three: arms


i try and do at least 20 minutes of cardio each day. is my rotation good or bad? does it matter?

what do you do?

Work the whole body 1 day then if im feelin good the day after ill work out again, then prolly the next day il go for a 3-4mile run.

day 2- legs/sit ups

day 3- back/shoulders/bis/leg lifts

day 4- rest

repeat
