what exercises shall i do? one for each: heart, space, club & diamond
i have pullupbar and dumbbells.

Hearts: burpees
Diamonds: thrusters (squat with push press when you come up) with those dumbbells of yours
Spades: plyo pushups
Clubs: pullups

Spade: squats with dumbbells
DIamond: pullups
Heart: narrow stance pushups
Clubs: L-sit to tuck planche
