Has anyone here succeeded in their diet/fitness/etc goals and then managed to fuck up later? I'd assume that most bodybuilding-type diets become habit, but I want to know if anyone's failed at this.

I'm at a "4" right now, working on becoming a 5-6 or so before im off to college

and yea, eating healthy just becomes a lifestyle so stick with it
