Alright /fit/, I come looking for some advice on my training regime. I use it daily, but I'm looking to change it up and try some harder stuff as well. I'm big on calisthetics.Legs: Heel raises, squats, leg lifts, lungesTorso: Supermans, bicycle crunches, side crunchesUpper body: Tricep dips, Dands, Wide Pushups, Pull ups.Any help would be appreciated. Picture unrelated, I'm actually quite lean.
