I'm 6 foot 5 and super skinny. My chest is flat and I have zero muscle in my arms. I'm buying some weights at the weekend hopefully, but I need a exercise plan.

I have NOTHING to do at all. I have all the time off work in the world so I can dedicate all my time to it if needed.

Any particular foods/meals I should be eating too?

starting strength is pretty gay. just buy a muscle and fitness magazine and follow their meal and exercise plans. It tells you what supplements to take and exactly how to work out.
