I'd like to know what kind of workouts and nutrition you'd recommend for getting in shape for the summer. Atm I'm doing a whole body 3x/week workout and eating protein and creatine after every workout. Also sorry for any grammatical problems. I'm Finnish, so cut me some slack.

With my english it would take ages to get the translations for all the moves, cause I only know what they are in finnish. But I do a pretty basic 3 times a week 2x12-15 on all of the exercises. Atm I bench press the 15 reps with 35kg, which would be about 70-75 pounds, I guess You can pretty much figure out my level from that. In other words, I'm fucking weak :D
