exercises to do at home tim
well im 5"8 161lb's and i was wondering if theres any simple exercises i can do at home that might help me lose a bit of weight, just doing some simple things like sit ups or something? any ideas would be great, thanks

The best thing for losing weight without a huge amount of effort would be keeping your diet in check, and doing some running/swimming/cycling at a decent intensity every day. The diet is important if you don't wanna work too hard on exercise though.
