hay /fit/,

do you guys like to work out alone or with friends? I like to work out alone so I can go at my own pace.

alone, sometimes i wish i had someone with me so i can push myself harder.
I need an opponent, someone to compete with.

most of my friends are overweight or skinny and have shit motivation to work out. Two of them are fat and have gym memberships but never go because they are just fat fucks so I can't blame them.

I really want a gym buddy though. Working with spotter gives me much better result.

U-um... I could be your partener, if you want.

I..I mean if you don't want to that's cool. I'm um... just putting it out there, that's all.

I just started working out with a friend 4 days a week. Before I had troubles going regularly but it's sort of like a team sport a little where I know someone else is counting on me putting my time in too. Also he's lsightly stronger at squatz and legs and I'm slightly stronger at arms and upper body so the competition is enjoyable. That being said he really isn't as into working out as I am, so it can be a bother sometimes, but I guess its better than me being the one who isn't as into it.

I don't have any friends so I do everything alone including working out, but sometimes bloated faggots (never a cute girl) ask me for a spot and I'm stuck dangling my dice over their forehead. Used to have a girlfriend and we'd play tennis together, that was awesome.

So ronery.

I think I would get a longer, more well rounded workout if I was alone because the people I am with usually give up before me. However I have trouble getting up and going out to the gym alone. I have a feeling this will wear off as I get stronger, but for now I still much prefer to have someone with me. With running I really need another person to keep pace with... I can push myself forever if I feel the need to keep up with someone, but running alone I tend to not be able to push myself on in the same way.

I can workout alone when the workout is started with someone else. Let me explain:

I am a bad starter workout wise, but when I get going I will complete ( and / or ) destroy any workout.
