Dear /fit/,

Perhaps this is a stupid question and I should just consult google, but human interaction seems far more appealing.

Any exercises? Something that would produce definition similar to the musculature of of the pic (maybe a bit more).

Thanks, and apologies for the stupid question.

Alright, about the stupid inquiry...

Back definition: does it come with a low body fat percentage, or with additional workouts that target the area. I'm assuming a combination of the two. I'm sick of my back looking like a formless blob of skin, please help.

Combo of both. If you don't want to see rib cage and spinal cord, you'll have to do some lat stuff. Rows, various chin ups, lat pulldowns if you're a pussy, etc, and then diet and cardio away the fat.

Like the abs, it's 90% low body fat, 10% working out the area. Lose the fat first then see if you even need to work it

Pull-ups will widen and build considerable bulk onto your back if you've never done them before.

You'll notice very prominent back muscle even with a highish bf if you do pull-ups.

But to get the super "dug out" look... you'll need to drop some bf% as well.
