Okay /fit/, according to

At the current amount of exercise I'm doing, along with height/weight/age/etc, I should be shooting for 2145 calories a day, 1609 at the minimum. How serious is going below that number? Hospital/permanent/long lasting damage? Really, I already think I get around 2000 a day at how much I eat normally, and I was planning on eating much better and possibly halving that amount, but I know nothing about fitness. After reading a bit, it sounds like I might be a bit fucked if I continue like I am, since I lost 4 pounds in the last 5 days.

SAVE MEH /fit/. If I need to seriously stop that shit and figure out a safer, slower way to burn fat, I'll definitely find one if I'm in danger of hurting myself now.

But I figure pointing out that I'm 16 could possibly be important, seeing that I'm growing and such.
