Per 1L of rice (cooked),
1 tbsp Butter
2 tbsp Taco Mix
1 tsp curry
1/3 cup chopped carrots
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/3 cup peas
1/2 cup diced chicken OR salmon OR ham (fuck you, it's tasty)

Combine all ingredients in a skillet/saucepan/wok and fry on medium heat until onions are cooked. Serve with soy-sauce (optional).

It's loaded with sodium, and I'm a college student, so I get to choose 2 of the following:
-value
-taste
-nutrition
-refridgerator-friendliness
-ease-of-cooking

if you need more than soy sauce, you are a damn bitch.

i don't know if my Soy Sauce is old or crapp wuality or what.
but i tried making Egg Fried Rice, and aformentioned soy...it made me gag.
i always used to make my rice with a teriyaki marinade...
how does teriyaki sauce (not marinade) compare if i were to use IT instead of soy?

Was always recommended on making rice with chicken broth. (rice cooker instead of water)

Maybe try that?

Don't use soy sauce. Too much sodium.

cumin, pepper salt, cilantro, tomato's.

Use chicken or vegetable stock. Brown rice may require a mix of water and stock, it absorbs very well and may overpower you with its flavor.

make sure the chicken or vegetable stock is LOW sodium.

but chicken stock is awesome.
