I've been squatting for a while now using a very wide stance in which I get somewhere around parallel. I want to switch to a narrower stance and be able to go much lower but whenever I try it just feels like I'm going to fall over before I get anywhere near parallel. What are some ways to help me keep balance and go deep? Or should I just keep a wide stance and try to make myself go deeper in that stance?

do front squats first. it's a corrective exercise and it should show you proper posture.

I usually do calf raises 2x a week, once standing at 500~ lb (body weight + added), and seated at 360 lb, 4 sets 8 reps each. Should I change this at all? I usually go down to as much a stretch as possible and flex at the top almost to point of cramping.

this and pistol squats. these are one legged squats that help with balance and ROM. do them in a door way or in the power rack where ur facing the side and hold your arms straight. you can catch yourself if you lose balance while increasing your depth by tapping the door way or cage frame. you can work with a stool too: tap ur butt on it and make it lower each set until you get ur ROM where it needs to be
