I have lost about 75 pounds in the last six months.

I just recently started going to the pool. I went to the gym a little bit before I started losing weight. I changed my diet to lose the weight. I eat just about 1600 calories a day, most of the time. I eat low fat low calorie foods the best I can.
My work out routine so far has been. One day lifting weights, then pool for about 30 mins to an hour. Then the next day I do treadmill or elliptical machine for about 30 mins and then pool for about 30 mins to an hour.

Is there anything /fit/ can recommended for me?

If you're losing weight then continue doing what you're doing.
Maybe do HIIT when on the elliptical?

well thats the thing...kinda hit a plateau.

I'm at like 255-258ish and cant really get below that....I think its still SLOWLY coming off, but may be due to gaining muscle maybe?

also what is HIIT?

You can Google "HIIT"
It is High Intensity Interval Training
Run/Bike/Elliptical at a moderate pace for 60 seconds. Then Sprint for 30 seconds, followed by a rest for 60 seconds where you return to moderate pace. Then sprint for 30 seconds. Repeat that several more times.

The sprint and rest periods are up to you, you can do
30 seconds sprint, 30 rest
20 sprint, 40 rest, etc

Congratulations man, you've managed to do something 90 percent of the people on fit will never do. Keep it up. Lift weights; you'll become stronger and more muscle mass= more calories burned.
Although if you're gonna lift weights, you might wanna start eating more calories also.

Question; how much did you weigh before? Did you end up with stretch marks? How did you manage to keep on it?
I once lost 35 lbs. Then, I got pretty bad stretch marks and I've kind of lost my motivation since. :/

Thanks alot!! I did weigh about 330 before i started...and that was when i started my diet. I was going to the gym at the time...so who knows...i might have lost even more!
I basicly just eat well now. anywhere I go i can useually find something good to eat. I dont have to stick to it religiously tho. I mean, I maybe treat my self to something good once a week tops. I just still try to eat less, or eat something better for me. Like I'll eat pizza, but have garlic and chicken pizza on a thin crust ya know? I try to exercise as well now, at VERY least three times a week. Swimming, jogging, weights etc. I havent got any strech marks or anything. tho my tummy i think has some lose skin. I actually thought I would get MUCH worse loose skin hehe. but hey, i still have lots to lose!

Congrats OP.

Really, great job on losing the weight. With I had some advice but I've hit a plateau myself right now. Guess the best advice is to just stick with it.

I'm not sure. Just keep losing weight.
You won't know if its gyne or if it's fat until you're thin, so there is no reason to worry about it now.

Just keep on losing. If they're still there when you're 170lbs or whatever you want to be, then start saving up.

eat more food and make it wholesome. i'm sure you have burned off alot of muscle which is not a good thing.

start weight training..sure, swimming does work the muscles but you need more direct, intesne work to actually develope larger, stronger muscles. more muscles = higher metabolism.

eat about 1800-2000 cals and look up beginner weight training routines on google.

you've got no muscle. that's is because you do no weight training and eat too little. this will cause you to lose a ton of weight quickly but not look as lean as you should. you're still fat and i can tell from your pictures and the fact that you have man boobs after losing almost 100 pounds.

start weight training and eat some more food. otherwise you will be a skinny fat guy with no muscle and a gut even though he exercises 1 hour everyday and eats little food.
