we have 1 month before i go to college /fit/. what kind of routine should i look into to get some all around muscle mass. im ridiculously skinny like the guy on the right. i know i cant expect miracles in 1 month, but at least give me a routine i can follow for at least half a year.

follow the program EXACTLY AS THE MAN WRITES IT, DON'T CHANGE A DAMN THING.

eat a crap ton. good food. no more fast food. drink a gallon of milk a day (find raw/real milk in your area with www.realmilk.com )

in 1 month you should be lifting a decent amount so you don't look like a pansy when you're at your college's gym
