My chest is 34 inches and my waist is 32 inches. This would all be well and good were I not a fully grown female.

I could understand a smaller girl being an A-cup, but given that I'm overweight I just look horribley... unfeminine. I've been trying to lose weight by eating lots of veggies and swimming 5 times a week, but all this has done is subtract ANOTHER inch from my fried eggs whilst doing nothing for my waist line. Oh, and might I add- I have fucking 45 inch hips.

Could my lack of development be due to the fact that I have polycystic ovarian syndrome? I was perscribed The Pill to try and treat the condition, but as it made me even FATTER than I am now, I stopped taking it.

I don't know too much about the syndrome but the last place you lose fat is the first place you gain it.

I used to as a teenager, but they evened out when I hit my 20's. I have bad acne though :( How are your boobies? I did some research on the interwebs and it looks as though my smallness could be a side effect of happy little ovarian cysts -_-;

PCOS here too, stupid syndrome. Boobs are okish, but no underboob and silly nipples which fks me off as a friend with PCOS has gargantuan tits. I think she stole my share.

Another PCOS chick here. I've got 38 - 40 d's for boobs, but I'm also 20 lbs. overweight. The women in my family all have big tits though. Every time I gain weight though, I get bigger tits too. It sucks, actually. I'd love having C cups...

I do know that PCOS makes it hard as fuck to lose weight. For me, the pill evened me out (kept me from gaining more weight). But the second I went off the pill, I gained 10 lbs. I friggin' hated it.

I do have to say, though. Tit size normally has to do with genetics. Look at the women on your Mom and Dad's sides of the family. Do they have big tits or small?

Doubtful, I've known a few attractive girls, buxom or not, who are polycystic and on the pill with less-than-fun periods on top of it all. The disease may have something to do with your weight gain, however. If you are swimming 5 times a week for at least 45 minute periods with very short/infrequent breaks, and if you are eating healthy (eating lots of veggies doesn't nullify all the sugary/white flour stuff you eat), you should be losing weight with notable progress over a couple months (forget the scale, look at your body and observe your fatty tissue). Don't beat yourself up about your chest in proportion to waist; many guys prefer little girls with tiny breasts (I know I do).
