whats up /fit/, i've been prepping for snowboard season, getting in shape and i was wondering if any of you guys snowboard and what kinds of exercises you do to help

do some full-body exercises since you use a lot of your body when you snowboard (or ski, not sure). in before SQUATZ

been snowboarding for 7 years on the off-season (winter's off-season for me, live at the beach so surfing during the summer), Trunk & Leg exercises seem to work the best for me.

Cardio days = running 2 dozen laps at the gym (about 6 laps is 1 mile) and i do different exercises inbetween laps (Try laying down, hands under your butt, and spelling out the Upper-Case Alphabet with your extended legs. good stuff).
