I ahve decided I don't want diabetes. On friday I ran 2km, did 20pushups, 20 situps, 20 squats, 5 chins ups, and 5 pull ups. I currently weigh 180 pounds, and am 6 feet. I don't smoke, drink coffe etc. If I continue to do this every other day, will i be able to loose some weight, and eventually get rid of my manboobs, fat thighs and flabby stomach?

Multiply your bodyweight by 16, eat that many calories a day. Do heavy compound lifts 3 times a week and run afterwards. Run inbetween where you see fit. Taking up sports or martial arts is also a plus.

Diabetes can actually be essentially removed just with a change of diet and proper exercise. Of course, almost no one is willing to actually do that.

I'm about the same height and weight as you OP. I also have similar amount of chub. (IE some manboobs, fat thighs, fat ass, flabby stomach) It's not a bad size but if you are like me and unhappy with it then do something about it.

In my opinion you need to do a lot more working out. Also eat healthy and say hello to your new best friend named water.

ive started a 3 month routine of lifting cardio and eating better, and going to see where it leaves me in February. After that, I'll assess and make needed changes.

dude you really did 5 pull-ups? i don't believe you honestly but....if you can just keep up on the pull-ups go join the gym you will be quite happy with your body in 3 months and within a month you will see a nice big difference......IF YOU CAN IN FACT DO 5 PULL-UPS you will be looking pretty good in a month....
