Like a week ago, I posted how I'd try to eat a package of Oreos all day, and nothing else. No exercise, either. Well, I decided to experiment on my friend first. He used to be fat as well, which is why I picked him. He is 6' and weighed 145 both two days before and the day before the experiment. Then, on the day of the experiment, he decided to use the double stuff Oreos. For breakfast at 7:30 AM (which lasted from getting ready to just outside of class), he probably ate about half of one row. (continued in next post)

I remember that.

Tell us how he's doing in a week. Not just his weight, but how he feels, how his fitness is, etc.

He told me a little on how he's feeling right now. He says that he feels a little heavier and more sluggish, but he's still doing his normal exercising and other regular stuff. I'll give an update in a week again, though.

Posting in epic thread.

I think everyone should do this, mainly for the 2) reason that was stated. Anyone would be so sick of any sweet that they wouldn't want any that way...
