Recently my both my knees have been hurting (ALOT) from the knee itself to all of my shin due to the fact that i used to go jogging like every day. now its gotten to the point that standing hurts and im only 19 WTF. could someone tell me wut might be going on and how do i resolve this....many thax mis/fit/s

Do you stretch for min. intervals up to 60 seconds for each excercise after you run?

Google runner's knee, maybe shin splints, pain in legs... Generally icing, taking anti-inflammatories (i.e. advil and the like), and rest are a good start. If you go to a doctor they'll give you some exercises that are supposed to be good or whatever, or talk about your running form maybe...but that's murky water right there.
