hey /fit/, its like 1am where im at and im going to go to bed soon, but im really fucking hungry. I ate 1500-1600 calories today, im 5'8 180lbs (if that matters at all). What should I have as a light snack, or should I suck it up and just starve myself?

shit...really? I always thought you shouldnt eat anything at all, especially sugar or carbs, because your body burns it really slow.
