10 pounds in 1 month. I was just starting to work out, and since food wasn't a whole big deal to me, I started eating more whole foods and less overly preserved/processed foods.

One time I ran out of splenda, and since that shit's expensive, I decided I'd go without it for a while. Sugar isn't good either because that's simple carb calories being wasted... it was hell for me. Cottage cheese, oatmeal, grits... it was all so bland! And it didn't yield any better results either--same results that month as every month.
