anyone have any advice on these?

I'm a really small guy(125 pounds lol) and I was considering getting one of these to wear around work and I'm wondering if it would give me any bulk or are they mainly for loosing weight and stamina? What muscles do you feel the most stress after a day of wearing this assuming I work a somewhat physically demanding job doing some lifting/pushing/constant movement?

traps.... assuming its similar to wearing a flak jacket, which ive had my share of in the military.
I have huge traps, now that you mention it maybe this contributed to them? I dont think you would get much "bulk" from wearing it around at the office, prob just bad back/spine/knees

I actually work at a grocery store unloading trucks, stocking shelves, pulling water/juice from pallets to carts occasionally

and I guess by bulk I mean any amount of muscle that would contribute to me gaining weight and not just stamina >_>

to my knowledge, this would deff activate some deeper muscle fibers... much like holding a bicep curl half way for an extended time... but since it is a light weight with.... basicly a long "rep" (wearing it all day) it would be endurance... and i think it would do more damage to you... pinched nerves, exsessive force on your joints... etc...

and im only 22, i got out of the marine corps... i feel like im 30 already, mainly due to humping heavy loads like this on hikes and jogs

i was thinking of getting a weight vest, but with the sole purpose of body weight exercises like inverted rows, pushups pull ups.
