Skinny fag here.

Since the beginning of September I have been trying to bulk. This is what I have been eating since then everyday.

Breakfast: Bowl of cherrios with whole milk, 1 whole wheat bagel and real peanut butter.

Snack, 410 calorie protein bar before workout

Afterwork out lunch: Protein shake using whole milk, Turkey sandwich with all the fixings or half a pizza depending on what I am in the mood for.

snack: 2 cans of tuna with saltine crackers, with milk

Dinner, half a pound of pasta with tomato sauce and milk.

I drink 1 gallon of whole milk a day, no exceptions. I work out for an hour 3 days a week (M-W-F)

Have you gained weight? I'm a naturally skinny guy as well, you eat way more than I did, but I still managed to gain weight from lifting. If I recall it took me ~6 months to gain 10lbs (4.5kg), so it'll take a while.

I am trying to gain weight, bulking so then I can cut later on down the line. I just don't want to appear like "that skinny" kid anymore.

I am 6'5'', so take that into account, I am really tall.

My lifting however has improved tremendously, I can now squat my weight of 175 (I know its not a lot, but better than when I could only squat 75)

I weighed myself the other day, still 175, just like the day I started.

If that's true, you should be getting fat like a motherfucker. Look into getting some weight gainer like muscle milk. It's packed with calories. Try to eat more vegetables, just to keep your bowels from erupting.

I'm also a skinny fag trying to put weight on. I am 5'9 at 135lbs. This is what I eat.

Breakfast: Cereal and a piece of fruit

1 hour workout.

Lunch: Three roles with different kinds of meat.

Snack: A Yoghurt and a bowl of icecream

Dinner: A bowl of pasta, a piece of stake and salad.

Snack before bed: Piece of fruit and two slices of toast.

I am also a skinnyfag,
I gained 10kg in 4 months ( 2 of the first months i ran and did Muay thai )

I just eat as much as i can usually for breakfast i would have
Bowl of oats with whole milk
2 eggs and two rounds of toast with full fat butter
a cup of tea
a Vitamin Plus extra tablet and a codliver oil tablet

but i just eat as much as i can all the time.

Iam squating 137Ib ( 60kg) 5x5 although i can push out 4 of 154Ib ( 70kg)
I am deadlifting 200Ibs 5x5 and i can push out two of 220Ibs
Benching 100Ibs 5x5 and i can push out one 110Ib , i know my benching is terrible..

I havn't gained any fat really at all there is still that single line of definition in my abs.

Musclefag here and this is what I usually eat:

breakfast:
100 grams of brinta (kind of like oatmeal) with 400ml milk. And a shake with 30 grams of whey (using water).

3 hours later:
4 or 5 slices of brown bread with as many peanut butter as I can fit on there

3 hours later:
100 grams of rice with some veggies and 200 grams of chickenbreast

dinner: depends, usually potatoes, red meat or fish and veggies or pasta

3 hours later:
pancakes (using 125 grams of flour, 3 whole egss and 4 additional eggwhites )

3 hours later:
500 grams of kwark (kind of like cottage cheese) and 100 grams of cashew nuts.

Divided over the day I drink around half a liter of milk and a lot of water and on workout days another proteine+dextrose shake.

This is the 21st century, having a fast metabolism is an advantage these days. I used to be a skinnyfag and I only ate around 2000 colories a day, if you increase or decrease the amount you eat gradually your body will adjust. Don't wanne be skinny anomre? Just eat and eat and eat till you feel you will burst, then eat some more. And in a month or 3 you will notice you'll actually feel like you are starving after not eating for more than 3.5 hours.

Put on about 1 Stone over a year. My appetite grew and I kept eating high protein foods with some veg and unrefined carbs, typical meal-

meat (chikin, beeeef, pork sausages, bacon or a combo), pasta / bread, green beans and sugar snaps / mange tout.

EAT IT, stay healthy and work out more.
