Does anyone know of any good links for a weekly cardio workout routine? For an overweight guy, 208lbs 6'2.

ive been walking 5 days a week for 45 minutes at a fast pace. My thinking is that if i attempt running i could only do about 10 miutes max and collapse, not getting the same benefits.

Then go running for 10 minutes. Each week, increase the amount of time you run by 1 minute. Don't worry about the distance or pace. Focus on the time and then work on the distance and speed.

Also, eat well. Any amount of exercise you do won't help if you have a shitty diet.
