For the last three weeks I have eaten nothing but Oatmeal, Egg Whites, Chicken and Turkey Breasts and Rice.

Eating is now the least favorite part of my day. Shit sux. D:

On this regard I have to ask.
Like the OP, I don't get enough essential fats throughout the day (Because even though they're healthy, there's a certain amount of calories in them) but I do take some supplements like omega3 pills, and I've been thinking of eating some nuts, would that suffice?
