Hello /fit/ recently I've realized I need to get up and moving more, and above all, lose some weight. What are some good routines etc. I can do with out going to a gym? I'd like to get thinner, but not too thin, I'd like a little bit of muscle. The picture is similar to what I'd like to achieve. I used to have a guide on how to look like that, but I lost it, so if you have it post a link please.

I don't want to get as defined as him. I just want to get rid of my chub for now. I have love handles, and I'm starting to get man tits, etc.

See, this is why we need a sticky.

Nothing against the OP, but these questions get asked over, and over ad nauseum with the same basic request: how do I lose/gain weight.

A comprehensive sticky will greatly help reduce the reoccurrence of these posts, which means less bandwidth, which saves the site's administrators money.

There are some of us who would love to help, but just get a little tired of answering the same question again for an infinite number of times.

OP, look here:

I realize my suggestion will most likely fall on deaf ears, but I guess it's worth trying.

Good luck, OP.

No offense taking. I realized I might be somewhat of a nuisance, I rarely drift into /fit/

Yeah. Start with mostly running. Do pushups (or modified pushups if you are super weak), bicycle crunches, bodyweight squats, lunges, and curls for biceps if you want to have biceps like him. Pushups will work triceps mostly. Oh and dips for triceps. Just keep running, watching what you eat (don't do a diet, just pay attention to what you are putting into yourself), and doing a little bodyweight strength training routine every other day (rest on weekends though), and you'll have gradual improvement. Eventually move on to weight training though.

Instead of posting this here, a board which is rarely moderated, you should email this information to moot.

If people would sage when they aren't contributing to a thread instead of pretending that sage is a way to disapprove of a thread I think 4chan as a whole would be a whole lot better.
