I really want to start exercising, but I live in a really shitty area, so running around here is pretty much out of the question. This isn't sociophobia. I do genuinely believe that someone would kick my ass if I went running here.Also, as a poor student, I really don't have the money for any overly expensive equipment or a gym membership. I'm really thin and I'm a lazy bastard. I'm new to this whole fitness thing, but I really want to start before I'm too old to do so.So, does /fit/ have any tips for me? How should I start out?
