Hi there /fit

This is sort mixture of /ck/ and /fit/, but i went to /ck/ first and they are fucking useless, so i'll come to you guys instead.

Im going to buy a blender soon, and i want to use it for breakfast shakes, can anyone suggest some things to put in them?

Im looking for high calorie, high protein stuff that will taste alright, that will fill me up for a few hours. I had ice cream, protein powder, little full fat milk, oats and bananas as ingrediants, would this work well?

Pic kinda related.

if you are looking to gain weight, sure. if u are looking to build muscle cleanly, drop the ice cream and think of healthier ingredients

Replace the ice cream with yogurt, and add berries if you want. Use frozen berries instead of fresh. It's cheaper, easier, usually inexpensive, and it tastes better too. 6 ice cubes, 1 cup milk, 1 container of yogurt (approx. 1/2 a cup), a cup of fruit. Add more ice or milk if you're adding oats or whey, since with the yogurt they'll make it way too thick.
