Weight belts, fit.

Do you have one? Does it chafe abominably if you wear it under your shirt, or just reek? Does it help you not screw your positioning up? I've been doing funny things to my back for some reason lately, and figure that this might help. I know I won't be able to run in it, but still.

Except I don't have a password. Funny that. You go ahead. Anyone who can actually answer for me, that'd be great either way.

All I know is Frank Yang doesn't use one.

And there's too many for sale proportionate to how many bigass bodybuilders there are out there in the world who would actually need them. Supply exceeds realistic demand but meets demand of people who just want them to think they're good enough for them.

ah i hate all you fags anyways.

Never heard of Frank Yang, but eh. I'll give it a shot and see if I do anything funny to the lower back tonight. Ta.

either you're trolling or just stupid, in any case your score is 0/10
Belts are good if you're not able to use proper form, though a mirror on the wall is probably the better choice.

i hope you're not a troll... anyways just remember this, if you need a belt, you're doing it wrong. a saying i've heard alot at the gym is if you do something properly you shouldn't need specialized equipment such as belts. with the exception of gloves, who wants rough hands :P?

men?

gloves are for girls and clowns.

take a look at who is wearing gloves in the gym. usually the bottom 10% in terms of strength and muscle.

I have my very own tripcode. Now I'm a real tripfag. And a failure. Not a troll, though.

And it's been mostly when I bend over to put the dumbbells back on the rack, or when I reef them up to do an incline DB press.

bend at the hips, not the lumbar. problem solved
