Good Morning /fit/!

This weekend is the end of my second week of getting back into shape. After reading through /fit/ and all the links and threads that I saw two weeks ago, I decided that I could do it too.

I cut out soda, fast food and anything unhealthy. I try to jog/walk 20 miles a week and I have lost 1 lb! Not only that but I feel healthier overall, and have more energy.

I'm going to keep up the work and make myself better. I just wanted to share with /fit/ because this made my Saturday!

May i also say OP, the drop of 1 pound may seem little but remember you've built muscle up too :D
