This post is meant to be an indicator for all people with excessive overweight who plan to lose it. This could happen to you, and it very likely will if you're VERY VERY overweight. And in most cases, you WILL need surgery.

-Problems after weight loss (roughly 80 pounds)-
gynecomastia
accumulated fat on sides, legs, arms, and crotch(reached 130 and it was still there)
sagging skin around waist (lifesaver)

-non-weight related issues-
malignous mole (left arm)

Procedures
lypoaspiration of sides, legs, crotch, arms
mammary glands (most of them) and fat removed from chest
mole removed
abdominoplasty.

I'll update this when I get the bandages off if I get enough feedback.

I was around 210 pounds @ 5'5 when I hit my most critical point. Went down to 135 and back up to 170ish, this time mostly mass. currently 5'6

flame all you want, I'm just trying to help anon get ready for what it's coming for them.

>And in most cases, you WILL need surgery.

1. You're fucking weak piece of shit who needed thousands of dollars of weight loss surgery because you couldn't fucking handle not eating. Most people WILL NOT need surgery you retarded fuck.

2. I reported you for posting your penis, mostly because I think you're a fucking disease.

Retard. He lost weight normally but still has the enlarged skin from when he was fat. Post says Pre-op so I'm guessing these are photos of him before he has the skin removed.

someone needs to learn2read

I lost 80 fucking pounds you retarded piece of shit. Don't come and try to lecture me on dieting. It's the skin and gynecomastia that led me to surgery.

>lypoaspiration of sides, legs, crotch, arms

You spelled lipoaspiration (also known and liposuction) wrong, and the fact that you had to have the fat sucked out of your body means I instantly and permanently not only lose all respect for you, but actually now think you're scum.

sad, but true...ANON TAKE HEED from this man's journey.

the lulzy part is with the soon to be new socialized health care system, it will be all of us paying for former fatties to get these procedures

I appreciate that, anon.

17. around 50 pounds in 4 months. After that I lost count, but I'd say the other 30 went down in 2 or 3 months. I turned 19 2 weeks ago.

>>337680
English is not my native language. Think what you want man. My body responded excelently to dieting and excercising as far as my upper body and leg strenght go. It's simply something I had to do to live with myself. Call me weak or whatever you want, but I don't really care because I know you haven't had that kind of problem and I'm glad you haven't. I wouldn't wish that kind of frustration to anyone.

For retards who know nothing about the integumentary system:

Skin severely loses elasticity once you have stretchmarks. Stretchmarks mean your skin was pulled beyond its capabilities, so it's now thinner and much more saggy when not filled. Once you've hit the stretchmarks stage, you WILL have loose skin after weight loss, the skin does not reverse the stretchmark process.

Also, adipose tissue never goes away naturally. Adipose cells store fat. You can remove the fat, but the cells never go away. That's another big reason former fatties have loose skin. If you watch a surgical video of a tummy tuck, you'll notice yellowish tissue inside the loose skin. That's empty adipose tissue. The fat is not longer inside the adipose cells, but the tissue stays there.

The stomach in the OP picture is caused by a combination of empty adipose cells and lack of skin elasticity. It will never go away without being cut off, that's how the body works.

How much are you paying for all that surgery, OP?
>> Anonymous
>>337701
US$2500 in south america. I'd say it would cost around 4000 in north america (from what I've read, you can get gynecomastia surgery for 600~800 dollars in peru in a very good facility vs. 1800 in the US. tell me if I'm misinformed.)
>> Anonymous
>>337712
it covered the doctor's fee, anesthesist, the hospital stay (1 day and a half), antibiotics and painkillers.
>> Anonymous
>>337712

I know in the US, the average cost for a tummy tuck and breast augmentation in the same surgery is about 7,000 dollars. I know this cause I'm planning the procedure. It might go as high as 10,000 or as low as 5,000, though.

For anyone with a decent job, this shouldn't be very much money to invest to have the body you've wanted. The stark reality of being overweight is that no matter how much weight you lose, your body will always be messed up aesthetically unless you get surgery.

People who have never been severely overweight just don't understand this concept. It seems a bit unfair that we not only have to work hard to diet and exercise to lose the fat, but then must pay out of pocket to have a normal looking body on top of that. Unfair, but that's life. Count your blessings that you don't have problems like me or OP, as the surgery can have major complications which could be lethal, not to mention you have a LARGE and PERMANENT scar on your waist after the surgery.

YAY plastic deformation!

Why does it only happen to some people? I work out with a guy who has lost 100 pounds in the past two years or so, and he doesn't have that problem.

>>337718

Unfair? Just a thought but maybe you shouldn't have let yourself get morbidly obese to begin with.

it always boils down to personal choice

YOU CHOOSE:

-for getting procedure
-for deciding to lose weight
-for exercising
-for getting obese in the first place

OP, I'm in the EXACT SAME predicament as you. I've lost 95 lbs but I still look horrendous. Where in SA are you getting surgery, and how did you go about finding a reputable surgeon?
I have family in SA and I'm thinking about getting surgery down there too because of the price.

He fucking knows how he got to this point, and he hates himself for it. He's also worked his ass off to get where his is now. He's ridiculously happy to finally be healthy again, but he is still repulsed at what he sees everyday in the mirror. Unfortunately, no matter how much harder he works, he's still going to look like a disgusting piece of shit, and he's trying to fix that. Now, what the fuck is the problem with that?

post-op pictures. day 3 recovery. swelling reduced and draining going well (the xbawkshueg syringe in my hand is the drain thing). I won't see the real results of the surgery until a month from now probably, and the swelling will be reduced around 70 or 80% in two months. 100% can take more than 5 or 6 months.

do it in South America. The conditions are the same than in North America (sometimes even better) and the cost is insanely lower.

lrn2read. He said to some extent, which is true. I was 12 when I started to become overweight so I do give my parents some blame. Not all of it, of course. I take my fair share of blame too.

>>337817
Paraguay. I have family here and live here every other season. Finding a reputable surgeon was easy, it's just a matter of asking acquaintances. I got that price with one of the best surgeons in the country. The lowest pricerates are at Brazil afaik, but you should do it where you have family. It'll be easier for you to find a good, reputable surgeon because your family probably knows where to ask, and also you won't have to deal with paying for a hotel and stuff. I'd tell you to plan a 1 month stay minimum. The recovery is quite a bitch.

OP, I'm going to be brutally honest, although I'm not intending to be mean like most of the fags that have fagged up your thread.

You're still fat. It's good that you got the surgery done, but you got it done too early. You should have waited until you took off at least another 20 pounds. I have similar problems with my body, and I intend to get surgery as well, and my body fat % is already lower than yours. But I don't think surgery is warranted until you're absolutely sure you can't live with the way your body is when you're under 10% BF.

Also, your pictures are really gross, please don't post your balls on /fit/. Please.

meh, I don't have a large dick at all, but right now my crotch is swollen and it swallows 3/4 of my limp dick. I'd say I'm average if not a little below that when I'm hard.

>>338768
Yeah, I know I'm still fat. But having the skin there wasn't doing shit for motivation. I'll probably lose most of my muscle mass during post-op (I'm trying not to, hyperproteic diet+glutamine. I don't expect great results though), and I'll start from scratch after that. Your honesty is very much welcome, regardless.

>>338826
I can't either. You get swollen up like Chris Farley after this kind of surgery. According to the surgeon 70% of the swelling will go down in a month. 80%ish after two months and the rest will take longer.
