/fit/, halp me. I'm 145 pounds, white, male, 5'9", fairly fit (I run/HIIT 5-6x week), but I CANT STOP THINKING ABOUT FOOD. I'm so obsessed. Even when I'm full, I'm thinking about food. I lurk on /fit/ like crazy, while also lurking on /ck/ at the same time. Distraction help anyone, or ideas to become not-addicted/obsessed with food?

It doesn't help that I bake for a hobby too.

Find other things to do. That's what works for me to get my mind off food.

And fuck yeah, bakers. Me too.

Yes. You'll be killing your body. 2-3 times a week is best.
