Hey /fit/, I intend to start working out soon and I want to know of a workout that will increase my arm strength and size and my pecs and abs but the thing is I don't want my pecs and abs to be giant, I just want them to be cut enough so they look extremly muscular and defined but at the same time I want them to be non bulky enough to make my upper body look longer. Also would like my legs to be muscular.

I had this same problem. i started lifting weights and then bam, after one week i went from 150 to 300lbs and now i have to turn sideways to get through doors, and i'm a girl. you got to be careful lifting weights if you don't want to get bulky.

Yea I started lifting weights a couple of months ago. My muscles went out of control and I couldn't stop them. Right now I look like Arnold Schwarzenegger, its like theres no in between.

Moar of OP pic please? Oh Yeah,fucking kill yourself. People dont get bulky overnight and the same people that think the way you do probally wont last a week due to motivation or lack thereof. Forget it. Some people are born to be nice and muscular,but most are jsut designed to be either average or fat.
