i'm just wondering, i used to be a lot fitter and more built last year, but over summer i stopped going to the gym. i also ran out of my supply of protien. i've started some weights and ab excersises again, but i was jsut wondering what ou think i could do for best results. i also use powered milk now in stead of wehy protien.

Not trolling, but how about you start doing again what you have been doing before Summer? (i.e. go to GYM.)
