i am starting to lose weight and i just did my meal plan. i want to stay under 1200 cals a day. my question is, does the percentage of everything (protein etc) matter when losing, or shouldnt i worry, as long as i stay within my calorie limit? pic related, i calculated everything on fitday. also how many hazelnuts is in an oz?
sorry, new around here.what is fitday and how did you get that chart made?
fitday.com. enter the foods you have eaten and it comes up with the chart.
*are in an ozcorrected myself, it was bugging me.
Is OP boy or girl? 1200 is dangerously low. You would surely lose weight with that intake but you would lose weight also at the cost of muscle. Eventually this low calorie change in diet will plateau and you will fail to lose anymore weight.Your calorie limit has too much fat and way too much saturated fats. Your calorie limit consists of what? 1200 calories of bread and soda? I can only tell you so much.. I'm trying to keep my rage down and before my rage intensifies... PLEASE /rs/ "Venuto" and read it. Treat it as religiously as you do the Bible and your mother. It will tell you much more than I can at this moment.PLEASE /rs/ "Venuto"PLEASE /rs/ "Venuto"PLEASE /rs/ "Venuto"

Find a BMR (base metabolic rate) calculator on google, thats your caloric need with zero exercise of any kind, never go below that number as a general rule of dieting to avoid your metabolism dropping, which would slow weight loss.
