Okay anon. Need some tips here. I pretty sure this is the right place to put it, but here goes.I'm 5'9, 115lbs, and 17 yrs old.No muscle, and no endurance(well maybe a little). I played sports every once in a while and I'm a pretty quick son of a bitch, but lack a lot of strength and endurance. So what kind of workout does /fit/ recommend? I googled, but I'm not sure what workout is best for my body type.I basically wanna be Bruce Lee (not literally, cause that years of hardcore training) but I want abs and to be able to bench more than 95. >.>Any help?
