I'm a fitness noob, so bear with me /fit/. I mean ABSOLUTELY zero knowledge on keeping myself fit. I know basic stuff like eating veggies and stuff, but I can't do jack shit about keeping my body buff.I have about 1.5 inches of flab when I'm slouching and I wanna lose it asap, aspiring to even have good pecs.
