/fit/, I've never been able to do more than like two or three pull-ups. I would like to be able to do a lot more. How do I fix it?
>> Anonymous
keep doing 2-3 pull ups over and over and over

this, do 3 pull ups, take 10 minutes off, do 3 more. Rinse and repeat, then after a week try and do more than three.

Oh nice. Kind of the same idea as the 100 Push-ups plan?

Excellent. Thanks, anon.

The people answered your question, OP. Some people recommend kipping for the last 1 or 2 reps in a set. Kip out a fourth.

Major Armstrong broke the world record for pull ups in an hour. It was over 2,500.

holy fuck, it's like resistance training is rocket science or something

If you can only do 3 pullups in a row, just keep doing sets of that.

Then every week, see if you can do more.

when you do them on a ledge, it works your lats more because you're not underneath the pullup point.

do both for maximum power.
