Hi /fit/ I need an exercises for my adductor muscle, something that no needs for a machine.I run everyday but I can't reduces the fat for that part of my body for some strange reason.Thanks in advance

Walking squats, aka lunges, exercise that part really well, especialy if you hold weights in your hands. My ass is still sore from doing those 2 days ago.
Exercise is good but how about your diet? I bet if you cut out the refined sugars and saturated fats you'd get better results
NO. you cannot reduce the fat in one area by exercising it. that is called 'spot reduction' and it is a myth.certain areas of our bodies gain fat first and lose it last. that's life. lose fat everywhere to lose fat in a specific place. that is the only way.so lean out and you will lose fat on your inner thighs. sorry to disappoint you.
