bananas, yes or no when your cutting fat?

I'll always eat one after my workout's with a protein shake etc. But now a days I don't regularly run anymore and only interval sprint once a week. Otherwise my workout consist of strength training/conditioning for boxing. So i guess the question is should I stop eating banana's cause their loaded with sugar and I'm trying to cut fat?

Just have an apple in lieu of the banana.

HIIT is benefical for boxers y'no. You could just up the HIIT to 3-4 times a week and not worry about the banana.

OP here, i'm pretty acquainted with HILT but thank you for the advice. Problem Is I've developed chronic ankle sprains over time due to improper running from years back when I had no idea what I was doing. I can only handle HILT sprints once a week now without having sever pain. I'd need to give it time off but I have a match coming up and just can't give it the R&R it needs.
