/fit/ is it normal to be bloated a little after you run?

I've noticed this every time I get back from my runs.

are those spots or holes on that elephant?

This simply is a violation of space and time.

This is the best thread on /fit/ I've ever seen.

Yes, it happens to me too. It's because your lungs are requiring more oxygen, which causes you to breathe a bit deeper, thus expanding your stomach and chest.

is that an uzumaki
IS THAT AN UZUMAKI???

Wooo, finally an answer thats not related to my elephant.
Ty, was just wondering if it was normal.

(btw, those are still spots.)
>> Anonymous
why does your elephant have spots? is it part cow?
>> Anonymous
>>164543
Why can't you just accept him the way he is! He's a beautiful elephant! Don't hate him because hes different.
>> Anonymous
I really like your elephant OP, but what's with the holes?
>> Anonymous
>>164550
They're spots ):

Hes unique.

Not op, but I guess I have a kind of related problem. Whenever I walk or run for a while, my feet and hands get puffy, speckled, and their range of movement decreases. If I massage them, I can get them back to normal. Anything I can do about this?

That wouldn't make you bloated. That would very temporarily expand your chest/stomach for the duration of the inhale.

My calves swell, personally.
