Hey /fit/, I do lifting for about an hour and then do thirty so minutes of jogging. My question is: should I take my post-workout whey protein just after the lifting, just after jogging, or both?

Why would you want to run with a belly full of whey?

Just wait till after you are done with the whole routine(jogging included).

Probably after the lifting.

Or you could split it up and have some after both.
