Dear /fit/

Recently I've gotten sick. I feel bloated and full, retaining as much waterweight as I drink--this makes me not very hungry. But I'm sore as shit too. Should I still eat per usual, adjusted to sedentary caloric requirements for the duration of this? Or should I starve the fever?
