Alright, i challenge you with a question /fit/

im wondering if i can still cut fat off if i maintain a high protein diet, id like to be able to build muscle but not be a lumbering mass of muscle hidden under fat...

i hear a high protein diet works with an increased caloric intake(20%-10%) but you have to work harder to keep those calories from turning into fat.....

What are you talking about OP? you do realise that if you exercise, and by exercise i mean really high entensity not just a walk in the park, that you need a high protien diet to help the muscle build and if u do work out with high entensity the fat will burn off.
