so i pulled a hamstring today at my TaeKwonDo practice

what do i do?

Stretch it as much and as far as you can before it tightens up farther than it was, especially in martial arts.

Begin rehab yesterday. It's just a pulled muscle, you need to ice it, heat it, do some mobility work, maybe some band work.
