Guiltless ego masturbation

did you seriously buy weightlifting shoes?

Oh yes, posting your total results is always related to ego. I came buckets.

Are you just a weak butthurt faggot or something?

>>402711

Yeah?

>>402711

I loled

Butthurt? I could give a shit less what this guy lifts. That's why I said what I said. What do you think you can benefit us by when you post your accomplishments and nothing else? It's similar to telling a stranger how much I can squat. But do what you want.

Last I checked this was a fitness forum. Y'know, where we share what we do?

What's the difference between this and some guy posting saying he lost 20 pounds? Or people posting pictures of themselves? Or there being a thread where we post our lifts?

You can go ahead and move on now.

Share what you want, I never said you couldn't. I just don't believe what the OP (you?) has done is practical to anyone here except some kind of self-confidence he is seeking by appraisal. The difference between a guy posting pics of weight loss has a motivational effect, whereas this kind of thing does not. And it does not appear this is a thread where we are all supposed to come in and post our lifts, but if that's what it's supposed to be, then cool

Ah okay, when a guy posts his lift it's a confidence/appraisal thing. Not useful to anyone in any sense. Zero motivational effect.

However, when it comes to someone posting about weight loss it's all clear. No way is it ever an appraisal thing, and it will motivate every person who looks in some fashion. Makes perfect sense.

Posting weight lifting accomplishments = Bad
Post weight loss accomplishments = Good

It's not so much weight loss = good, accomplishments = bad so much as it is the way he posted. Weight loss threads usually contain backstory and some sort of goal. This guy sort of just approaches us like "Here is what I can do. Okay." and expects us to go "GOOD JOB! I'M IMPRESSED!"

Evs yo. OP Good job.

>>402743

No, you're falling down too many slippery slopes. Weight loss stories are MORE motivational than weight lifting. That's all I'm saying.
>> Anonymous
Like others have said it, no one gives 2 shits about what you did today. What I and most other people care about is what you did half a year ago and how far you've come since then.

GOOD JOB! IM IMPRESSED!

You didn't even have to reply at all, now did you? You're basically just being dicks.

>>402756

I don't give a shit what you think about either. Instead of acting like immature faggots, whining and bitching about how I posted, you could have asked "what did you lift half a year ago?"

Okay, here you go.

HALF A YEAR AGO:

I WEIGHED ABOUT THE SAME
I SQUATTED LESS
I DEADLIFTED MORE
I MILITARY PRESSED LESS
MY GOAL? GET STRONGER

BETTAR?

Nice lifting OP.

Don't listen to the jealous faggots.

Also, stop doing crossgay.

>>402772

Why don't you stop raging and go back to /fa/.
bitch

>>402777

Lol, defeat.

>>402776

Eh, it was just a crossfit total, but I don't actually do crossfit.

I barely even read this thread, but good job for winning an argument on the internet. You win the prize!
