then just eat whatever you want. just plan it out. Keep the fat content of your foods to 30 percent or less. The total grams of fat for a 1,600 calorie diet would be 53, for a 2,200 calorie diet the total would be 73, etc. 837 calories of a 2,200 calorie diet may be fat calories. Don't consume more than 40g of sugar a day, eat whole grain breads, salads, lean meats/poultry such as chicken pork and turkey. If you're doing any sort of moderate to intense cardio your diet should be about 45% carbs, and be high in protein and potassium as well.
