Good fucking god. We need a goddamn sticky that has a picture of you and the caption "SPOT REDUCTION OF FAT IS A MYTH".
Then we wouldn't have this thread 40 times a day.

eat less, work harder (400-600 calories per session)
eat more, work extreme (1000+ calories per session)

HOW ABOUT YOU LOOK INTO FIXING YOUR FUCKING POSTURE, HUH?

i can tell by that picture alone that you are not fairly fit. but fairy fit is subjective i guess to some extent.

the picture isnt me its just a picture describing my problem. All i what to know is if there are any recommended work outs, machines, (diets I'm already aware of) that will help with the results im looking for? and how long will it take approximately.

So you know it's a myth and you're STILL believing that it's possible?

The only way to get rid of that is to lower your overall amount of body fat. It doesn't matter how strong you are, if you're a fucking fatty you will have flab. Either eat less or work out more.

Wherever the fat stores up the most is the LAST place you will lose it.

So you have to do cardio. Every day. No excuses.

Don't overdo cardio though! Weight training is important too.

Muscle is what keeps weight off, since pound for pound, muscle burns more calories than fat.
