Hey /fit/I never come on here... so please spare me if y'all RAAAGGGEEE over posts like this. I quit working out for about 4 months, and my body went to shit... Now, im only doing sets of about 50 pushups and lifting a 12lb weight till my arms get tired before I go to bed... ive heard you have to rebuild your muscles with days in between resting. Do I need to do this with such a little workout?
