So, /fit/, I am interested in beginning parkour (or freerunning, but mainly parkour). Pic related.

I've recently got my whole fitness plan in place, including diet, and I have been sticking to it very closely with quite a bit of success. However, now that I have the fundamentals of my plan down, I want to start working on what I really want to do: parkour. I run five times a week: three times interval training, two times long-distance (right now at about 1.25 miles). I am still not a very good runner, however. I have basic rolling down, and know how to take falls.

My question, then, is this: how do I start? What workout routines can I begin in order to start conditioning myself for parkour? What are some good generic places to practice? Are there any particular warm-ups and exercises that I should learn and add to my routine? What are some good places (internet or otherwise) to learn about parkour maneuvers or techniques and/or how to do them? If there is anything else that any of you traceurs out there want to add, please do.

tl;dr ITT Parkour.

Don't work out, Condition. go to parkour.com.au or something and looks up the training section.
