Ok /fit/, a friend of mine has decided to become a vegetarian for 2 weeks to see how it affects his body. In contrast, I'd like to become a carnivore for 2 weeks, partly out of curiosity but mostly to mock him. Anyone have any idea what kind of effects this could have on a body?

In before Atkins diet and ketogenics.

You'll fart a lot and he'll break down from being hungry.

I'm talking ONLY meat though. And water. The only things I'd be allowed to eat are the things that vegans can't eat.

Invite him over for dinner.
Give him a light salad.
And make yourself a delicious steak and another light salad.

He'll break down and ask for a steak.

You lost already.
Vegetarians can eat eggs, milk and other animal products. Vegans are the ones that don't eat animal products.

FAIL ALERT. MAYO IS MADE FROM EGGS AND VEGETABLE OIL.

***VEGETABLE OIL***

A friend of mine who was raised on a farm and was rather big, ~ 6'2", 240lbs decided to swear off meat for 6 months to see what the result would be from eating far less fatty, less healthy foods, and he lost 30lbs.

His goal is to use vegetarianism to reach 180lbs and then he'll go back to eating meat.

Velocity diet is marginally keto itself. 100g carbs a day would often be enough to achieve ketosis with the right amount of exercise and taken post-workout.

This odd beast is what we call a trip-troll. It trolls while blatantly trip-fagging the place up. Vegetarians do not eat animal products such as meat. That would defeat the whole purpose. You, my dear madam, have just lost the game.

The only fail here is yours, you aborted fetus of a mongoloid chimpanzee whore. It's made from Canola oil, as the label specifically states.

***Canola oil.***

Go research the epic winningness of that fat. Then go on the An Hero diet.

and over 9000 saturated and trans fats

I lol'd. You should just keep the omnivore diet but no vegan staples-- soy milk, tofu, shit like that.

Sounds like a sweet diet to me, but you'll want to sneak some carbs in somehow, I'd suggest from shit like hamburgers (the buns) hot dogs etc

Canola oil is made from crushed raep-seed, you cum-drenched syphillitic prolapsed orifices.

***RAEPSEED***

It's one of the higher oils for omega 3 and 6 fats. The only better alternatives would be flaxseed oil and fish oil--either of which strong-tasting oils would kill the taste of mayo completely.

Now, on account of the gross fail found within, viz, at

Vegans can't eat a lot of things. All meats, eggs, milk, most junk food (uses animals in some way), etc are out for them. You'd also have to start wearing leather and using soap made by companies which tested their stuff on animals.
