I'm exactly your height, and used to be overweight at exactly 180 peak. I lost 30 lbs in one month, just by cutting out *all* refined sugars. That's it, I was a sedentary ass back then, no increase in exercise was even necessary yet.

Read ingredient labels for sugar, or glucose/fructose. Those are all infected, every one of them. You might see written galactose (I never did). Possibly consider lactose (milk), but your preferences may vary. There's like two others ending in -ose I don't remember. They're all bad. I just avoid everything ending in -ose, all six of them.

That's all I did, that one month, and boom, I was normal weight. What I replaced all those nutritionally deficient foods with was a mountain FRUITS. FRESH FRUITS, no canned shit (also preserved with this bad crap). Bananas, apples, oranges, cherries, blueberries, maybe try a carrot, everything fresh. Vegetables are generally the same I hear, I haven't really checked it all out.

refined sugar does some crazy shit the body. it's very well associated with diabetes. it's refined sugar that should be limited or taxed or banned or something.

Probably closer to 2 months. I didn't measure it, really. I fucked up the time. I was so ecstatic with the easy fat-weight loss, and very pissed **the fucking schools never told me this about sugar**. Fucken' public education doesn't care shit about nutrition, they told me to eat normal pizzas instead of hamburgers for god's sakes.

I never thought to take care to measure that time exactly, in case I get saged one day. Sorry to anons. I don't really know. 1-2 months, big changes. I was an overweight fuck, for something like all 20 of my years prior. So this was nothing less than an epic epiphany. I don't really care about the time.

Sugar still sucks hard.
