I am charting my eating habits for one week, here's what I've got so far.

Since we are talking about what we eat, /fit/, let me know what you think of my eating habits. I'm 5'10 roughly at 170lbs. Today I ate:
kashi go lean crunch bar
2 sloppy joes (made with turkey meat)
1 peanut butter and banana sandwich
2 glasses of skim milk (20 oz total?)
4 buffalo chicken fingers and cheese fries
then before bed I just had a 410 calorie metrx bar and a 64oz lemon lime gatorade. (yesterday I worked out for 4 hours straight cardio/weights against my will pretty much and I feel like im dying today)
also I drank easily 80oz of water today with some vitamins.

Most days tho instead of those sloppy joes I eat like brown sugar oatmeal and instead of buffalo chicken with fries I eat a tuna sandwich with light mayo (made with a whole can of tuna 2.5 servings it says)
I lift 3 hours a week and do a minimum of 4 hours of cardio a week btw.

Here's a better plan:

1 bowl oatmeal, water only
2 bowls salad, no dressing
1 cup cottage cheese
3 servings whey protein, mix with water
1 serving chicken (or fish, limit once weekly)
3 servings mixed veggies, raw only

Be sure to spend as much time as you can on squats. If you hurt the next day, do even more squats.

1 piece of home-made lasagne (about 5x5x2 inches)
16oz of water
3.5 pork chops (BBQ, seasoning salt)
33oz of water
half rack of baby back ribs
33oz of vitamin enriched sun-rype tropical juice
20oz of homemade fruit salad

TODAY I DID:
7,5,5,5 reps of 110lb thrusters
7,5,5,5 reps of 45lb dumbbell snatches
cycle 8km
2 hours martial arts
cycle 8km

I'm on my way to guaranteed fatness!

you guys do realize you dont have to eat crappy food to stay fit right? you dont have to always have tuna sandwiches, just use less butter and fat and oil on everything and eat smaller portions but dont starve yourself.

Today I had:

2 eggs (seasoned with cinnamon, lemon&pepper seasoning, and cayenne pepper)
2 avocado milk smoothies
1/2 bowl of rice w/ a little azn beef, a little fried fish, and a little bit of veggies
6 inch tuna sandwich from subway

Today I:

Ran in the park for 30 minutes and walked from class to class.

Can I lose any weight this way?

the running is good. Lay off the smoothies otherwise I dont see a problem. Granted you wont get RIPPED really fast but you will get fit(I would suggest even trying to either extend the amount of running time or trying to run faster for that period of time, whatever you goal is, speed or endurance).

Is the smoothie that bad? It's just a lot water& milk, some condensed sugar, and 1/2 of an avocado. I heard they were good for weight loss because of their fats or something.

Kashi = most amazing food on the planet. I love it so much. nom nom nom...

a few months ago I was very ill to the point where I lost 10lbs in a month from not being able to eat or throwing up everything I ate. 1 Kashi Go-Lean Crunch bar would help me through it all, along with lots of Gatorade, Water, Metamusil, and raw veggies. I am now in love with Kashi - however, I'm fucking pissed at my sister because I buy a box of those, and she can eat 3 of them in one sitting... *sigh* my sister's eating habits bother me, she sees special stuff in the cabinet whether hers or not, and she takes it, eats it all in one night, and then complains that she's fat... UGH. (this is when we're home on breaks from school)

Avocado's do have a lot of calories though, 320 calories actually. So maybe I shouldn't be drinking so much of it. It tastes good though- and it's pretty healthy.
