okay so I know I'm unfit. physically I'm a skinnyfag, but I'm still unexercised.

I've tried running to work instead of biking/walking recently, and I was surprised to find I could go a lot further than I thought I could before something strange happened. Physically I wasn't even nearly exhausted, I didn't have a stitch and I easily could have kept going, but my chest/throat started to burn to the point where I couldn't run anymore. This is natural for being a immobile slob, right? Can I expect this to subside with time?

It's the only thing that's stopping me and it's getting really frustrating. pic unrelated.

it's true, i can't do it

Same, as long as you don't actually think about it it's pretty easy to keep your foot going clockwise.

My foot didn't change directions. Does this mean I have a brain tumor?

It's supposed to be the number 8, that's why. And none of that bullshit Double-Circle technique, either, but the proper diagonals with curves.

Much harder.
>> Anonymous
Eight is easier than six. If you can't do this, then you have some body control issues.

Your cardiovascular system sucks, or you may have slight asthma which is being irritated by running near a god damn road.

Yeah, that wasn't very hard at all.

breath through your nose and sip a bottle of water as you walk. problem solved. Unless the problem is weather related, then you might end up freeze drying your nose, so perhaps wearing a scarf with it just covering your mouth and breathing through that might help. you dont have to do it the whole journey, but doing it intermitantly might help

just run more often but with breaks in between. like, dedcate half an hour every couple of days to running for five minutes then walking for five

itll get better over time
