dont snack during the day!! eat a big breakfast, snack lunch and small dinner.
common routine:
breakfast - wheatbix (no sugar) with bannana pieces and apple. 2 pieces of toast no butter (marmalade or promite)
lunch - salad or sushi
dinner. small amount of rice or pasta, steak and peas and lettice (veggies are key!!)
