Fuck, it's true. For god's sakes, don't do free weight triceps work. I have calcium deposits in both elbows because of it, and my form wasn't even terrible either. Unless you're using absolute perfect form for every rep, it's going to cause irreparable damage. My elbows crack every time I flex my triceps as a result.
Take advantage of someone else's knowledge. I didn't know. But here's your chance to learn.
Stick to close-benching with really good form, and cable pushdowns.
