I need your opinion /fit/About 2 years ago my weight was 189 pounds and my bodyfat was 30% according to the fag at the gym I went to. I was lazy as fuck when it came to going to the gym but did stop eating candy and drinking soda which helped me to drop to about 176 pounds.Now about 9 months ago I finally got off my ass and started to do a shitload of cardio and bodyweight training and now i'm 152 pounds.Anyway, a few days ago I decided to have my bodyfat measured again and after pinching me with calipers a bunch of times and looking at some chart the dude at the gym says i'm at 7%.7%? Is that possible? When I look at my self i'd guess i'm closer to the 11 - 15% range.What do you think? I'm 5' 9" and 152 poundspic related - it's me
