Dear /fit/, I feel like I've hit a plateau and I don't know what to do. I want to gain 10 pounds by the end of the summer...I weigh 120 and I'm 5'5. I also drink muscle milk to help with my anemia. Heres a list of what I do in my routines, not all in the same day mind you.3 sets of 10 curls, 35 lbs3 sets of 8-10 bench press, 115-30 lbs3 sets of pull-ups, 1st set about 16-18 and dwindles down rapidly3 sets of machine leg presses, 250-290 lbs3 sets 30,20,15 of machine ab crunches 60-80 lbs3 sets of 30 leg lifts3 sets of 20 shrugs. 55-60 lbs3 sets of 12 torso twists1 mile of cardio lolSometimes I do rows, dips, and reverse butterflies too. I go twice a week, three times if I can get the time. The problem is that after 3 times I'm tired as fuck, probably from my anemia.
