Hey /fit/

I just started a fitness regimen to get into shape and decrease my body fat which includes healthy eating, portion control, and daily exercise. Besides these basic, common-sense changes, I was looking to perhaps add a supplement(s) to increase the effectiveness of my little program.

Are there any supplements that /fit/ highly recommends to help with weight loss and/or fat burn?

Pic semi-related.

There's no supplement for hard work & determination!

OP here...

I wanted to clarify that I wasn't planning on being a lazy ass and not doing at least a little research. I've heard about HMB, CLA, and some of the fat burning supplements out there, but was mostly curious if /fit/ has anything particular in mind that has worked in their own experience.

QFT, but there's no harm in trying to help myself get any advantages where I can.

Well i honestly don't recommend supplements. Teaching you the hard way is the right way to do it without you rebounding and relying on supplements. I've lost 70lb out of around 110lb in total needed to reach my goal and it quite frankly pisses me off to see people looking for the easy option.

Well i wouldn't consider that a supplement as its still your meals every day, i was meaning more along the lines of pills.
