My Body Anonymous
/fit/ - this is my body. i've never taken health too seriously, i think it's time to start. what kind of excercise routine could i begin without a gym membership that will gradually allow me to shed the belly and build some chest and arms? keep in mind that i haven't worked out in a long time so i'm going to have to start weak. Would situps + pushups = what I am looking for? How many should I do?

ps. is this the most hated topic in /fit/?

That's because the first portion is for people who aren't used to regular PT. Since I swam in high school and did crew, I just ran light that week.

OP here, ya, a big problem is that i drink tons of beer. I've given up soda but can't pass up a good IPA. I drink like 5 or 6 almost every other night. maybe it's time to become a whiskey connoisseur.
