hey /fit/
i started working out last week and been doing a lot of weight lifting. I noticed that pimples started to pop out of my face and shoulder. It is the hormones releasing from working out that is causing this?

I started working out a couple weeks ago and have been getting outbreaks too. I never really thought much of it until now. Makes perfect sense, really...

try washing your face after your workout

It's probably because you aren't showering after your workouts, same thing happens to me. However, I've noticed that if I work out then shower, I have a clearer face than weeks where I don't work out much.

I refuse to shower at my mostly Fag infested gym.

I think not showering excessively has a positive effect on my skin.

Or maybe it's a placebo and I just think so because I wan't to live like a pig, dunno.

I don't smell bad, I shower everyday, I just don't mind breaking a sweat a bit during the day. Unless I'm not going straight home from the gym.

profuse sweating will help flush out pores. It will do a lot to clear up your face as long as you wash / shower within a reasonable amount of time after the workout.
