Ok I fixed it up:
It takes about 5 minutes to do.
-5 minutes warm up (eat)
-3 second 10% MAX sprint, 3 second jog (repeat approx 2 times or until you feel hungry)
-5 minute crawl to cool down

try an intense DBZ workout, put on weights, on your ankles and wrists, start out with about 2.5 lbs and just do your basic exercises like jogs, push ups, crunches ect. and just keep the weights on when you do your daily routines. not only will it help burn calories but when you take the weights off, youll feel awsome

I lost 40 lbs in 12 weeks just keeping my intake down to <2000calories a day (use www.fitday.com) and exercising (weightlifting and stationary bike) 3-5 days a week for 30minutes to an hour. Getting in shape is not easy if you are a lardass like me. You just have to make a decision and stick with it.
