Squat rack at my (very small) gym is out of commission for about a month.
Should I:
a) Squat using Smith machine b) Squat using the Bench Press station (I can only go to parallel, when my ass hits the bench. Don't worry, this is a tiny gym so there are 3-4 people at max; I won't be bothering anyone) c) Dumbbell squats d) Focus on isolation exercises for quads and glutes to make up for SQUATZ (leg press, lunges, etc.) e) Any other suggestion is welcome
P.S. I can't really do hack squats, so don't mention those.
