Targeting abs, visible results and AbSwing Anonymous
/fit/, it's me again.

I've been hard at work at my body and as I've written before, I have got thinner and more built. I just want to ask, what exercises aside from crunches do I do to build up my abs? In addition, how many crunches should I do a day? I've seen results clearly both in how my weight dipped and how my abs have started to become more prominent, I also just want to know when I'll clearly see visible results like a 4-pack. I don't aim for a six-pack, I just want really toned abs.

I do cardio for 45 minutes a day and after doing the requirements I'll probably jog again. I've been doing this for about 2 weeks: jogging at least 30 minutes, crunches of increasing number (now leveling out at 100-120 at one sitting), and I'm also doing the AbSwing.

P.S. If anyone can help me with how to use the AbSwing rather than just sitting on the tip of it and moving up and down, it's also welcome. I don't have the manual, so I'd be grateful for tips.

I've always heard that the best way to get abs is to hang from a pullup bar and knees to the chest or leg lifts.

from what i know, p90x is a series of workout videos. The set has been uploaded as a torrent somewhere, but i heard its like 4 gb. I've got the ab part, and the stretch part.

The first time i did abs, i couldnt walk properly for 3 days afterwards, and i have yet to try the stretch video, due to the fact that its an hour long and my room is a fucking state atm.

Just the program, it's pretty intensive and has a minimum fitness requirement, I can find the document if you want. I'm downloading the decent resolution video torrent right now, which is 44.3GB. All of the docs were downloaded first so I can browse them, which is nice. I'll follow it the majority of the way, but I might add a week of my own exercise here and there. It looks like a good program, I'm looking forward to it.

Also a tip for anyone seeking to lose weight - eat 3 times a day ONLY and ONLY drink water.
Anyone planning to gain weight, try and eat 6-8 times a day, and drink water, whey, and maybe some dextrose for energy before/after workouts.

Still uploading, im gonna go sleep now though.
