A Janda situp is where pressure is applied to the feet/ankles, pulling them away from the body. You counteract the force by pulling your heels back towards your butt to maintain the normal situp posture. The effect is to disengage the hip flexor and force the situp to be done entirely by the abs.
So you need some kind of method to put the pressure on your feet. You can try some inventive ways of wrapping ropes around you feet and other things to achieve it, depending on what you have around.
I happen to have a situp bench at home (pic related); I can do them by placing my heels on the top rests (normally for the knees) and pulling in to keep my body from sliding down. If you can get some kind of incline surface (maybe along a stairway with a flat surface overtop?) you could achieve the same thing.
