Hey /fit/.

I've recently started walking fast paced (almost jog) for 45mins followed by a 15min sprint. Then I do around 30 pushups and the same amount of sit ups and lunges.

I've been doing this every day for about 2 weeks. Also I started at ~64kg and im 5"10.

How long do you think it will take before I see some serious muscle tones, i.e abs etc.
Or will i have to increase the intensity of my workout? I'm not trying to get buff, just slim and toned/tight. like brad pitt fight club.

Pic not related.

Why does nobody ever just lurk /fit/ for a couple days? I mean seriously, we have these threads all the time and the information never changes.

abs...
right now im doing 5 sets of 40 weighted with 10kg dumbbell crunches on an Incline of 45 degrees - and my abs just slightly visible if i dont flex them.
Also - i have no fat on my stomach ... maybe like 3mm max...

Abs are really hard to get man...

OP here. I have less fat than you on my stomach, but no muscle at all. I think i need to do more crunches.

also ive done V crunches before that for almost a year.
+ another kind of crunches, where you hang on a bar using just your legs and bring your self up - could do about 20-30 of those at the time

if you dont go to gym, do V crunches
10-20 x 5 at first, then work your self to a 100+ reps

i do... i really want to have nice abs, where you can see all of those 6 (sometimes 8) squares.

Resently at the gym i tried a new excersice for abs.
Donno how to explain it properly, its something like this:
http://www.abszone.com/awo_pdstrap.html
but you are in seated position...

Anyway, doing just 30kg on that machine was hard as hell...
guess doing crunches on incline is for babies, then you switch to that machine...

You can sprint for 15 min straight? yeah right.
