/fit/ My left arm has more muscle then my right arm. What should I do to correct this quickly so I can start working on them both?
balance better when you do your workout routine. unless your left arm is gigantic compared to your right arm i don't think you should really be concerned.

Your the only person to notice. If your doing single arm exercises make sure you do the same on both arms and do more one another.If you're really that concerned do barbell exercises
Quit beating off.Or alternate hands.Also, most guys have that problem to some slight extent. Just do one more rep per set on the arm that you want to increase the size of. Worked for me ... a little too well.

Start doing some compensation pushupsprop left hand on a football or balluse right to push yourself up. Shit will beef up quick.Then future balance your reps and shit
