sup /fit/in the past few months i've lost ~60 pounds and multiple inches off my waist, yet it seems that my HUEG jutting hips/thighs never go down even a centimeter.will more cardio shed them off eventually?
Poke them, grip them.Do they feel soft, squishy, flabby? Or are your hands just hitting bone and fiberous muscle?
You pretty much just asked if cardio will burn fat. They are called love handles, thunderthighs, etc. Yes they'll go away with enough cardio.

You're looking pretty thin there. Why not start bulking? The added muscle will even out your look so the hips are less of an issue. Also, SQUATZ.
