So for about two to three months now I've been eating healthy. I've lost about 40 lbs+. The thing is though.. is that I only eat food from the four food groups and as much vegetables as I can.

Is there any mistakes in completely not eating fatty foods like french fries and sweets like candy and soda pop?

I feel better and when I did try a glass of coke and a bag of lay's chips it fucking gave me cramps and made me shit.. did that mean my body is pretty clean and the grease and sugar raped it?

You sound like you know what to eat and what not to eat and you've done a good so far so don't ruin a good thing by looking back on such things now and keep walking past that shit.

I recommend one cheat meal a week. Keep the meal within reason (i.e. a cheeseburger and unsalted fries, a couple slices of pizza, etc etc). This will actually help boost the metabolism...assuming you are on a low fat/carb diet.

Yeah I am. So a cheat meal a week helps the metabolism and the mental strain of no sweets etc?

Is gaining weight different for everyone? I eat really healthy and exercise.. so like a slice a pizza a week can't get me to gain a pound can it?

Sorry if I sound dumb I have no idea about these things and just want to be safe about implementing a cheat thingy.

i dunno if a slice of pizza will get you a pound but if you look at it this way ... if the pizza isnt a pound, how can it add a pound O.o

A pound of body fat is equal to about 3,500 calories. You would have to eat 3,500 calories more than you need in order to gain a pound of body fat. A slice of pizza is about, what, 300 calories? You'd have to eat eleven of them ON TOP of all the other food you eat in a day to meat your daily requirements in order to gain a pound of fat.

good point lol, yeah sorry I'm just tired and really like eating healthy now that I am... it's when you have a slice a day that it becomes a problem again.
