I have 2 questions that has had me concerned about my workout1. Is it ok to eat before working out?2. How long should I wait before working out after I eat3. How soon can I eat after working out
I've heard that you burn more fat if you don't eat from an hour before you work out to an hour after.But I could be wrong. Should look it up.

Always eat beforehand to give your body extra fuel and wait about an hour to start the workout. Eat 30-60 minutes after the workout to be in the glycemic zone
