So lately I think i'm getting really burnt out of my diet/workout new active healthy lifestyle. I lost about 25 pounds so far by eating right and getting cardio thanks to fit for alot of info and motivation. But like i said lately its getting overwhelming. Im about halfway to my goal and starting to plateau, also im trying to quit smoking at the same time, and my girlfriend and I broke up so things are getting really annoying and im kinda pissed.

i wouldn't mind just eating all the unhealthy food i still have in my freezer and cabinets. But i've come so far mentally, and i'd like to think physically.

does anon have any re-motivational methods or things you do to get back into the grind? music works for a while but i need a little more. Any movies? or documentaries? perhaps some jewtube vids? or anything really. Just some state-of-mind things.

in return, some pleasant pics.

anyone? ... too busy fapping?

Throw away any junk food you have left. Get rid of temptation. Take the break up and channel your anger into self-improvement.

If you're not able to concentrate, take a week or two off from the gym. Do light activity like walking. Have a cheat meal this Thursday. Eat what you want.

Then get right back to it. Getting into and staying in shape isn't about being perfect 7 days a week, its about being great 355 days a year.

now more fappage pics

Is there any kind of muscular/toning benefit to fapping? I've do it a lot but am not seeing any results.

it sounds really useless, but write your goals on a piece of paper and read the piece of paper every chance you can.

The sad thing is, when you plateau, your motivation plateau's as well. Results = Motivation, and if the results slow down, the motivation does too. Maybe switch up your routine a bit.
As for the woman, I can't really suggest anything with that except using that RAAAGE as fuel.
Remember that eating right is important, so don't cave and eat the shit in your cabinets

Also; Here is my motivational pic.

Velocity - the name of a high protein diet. I dont do it religiously, but it reminds me to eat a lot of protein.

The dollar sign is there because fit people get more money and have better jobs.

The chick is there because fit people get more tang.

The explosion is there because I live in Hollywood and am trying to get into Stunt work.

The body builder is Steve Reeves because 1) he looks awesome, 2) He was natural and 3) his Fat Free Muscle Index was 25, mine was tested at 25.4

So I know if I cut my body fat down to like 8% (around 22% now), I'll have something like that hiding there.

Don't let the fire inside you burn out, remember why you're doing this and know that you will fail if you stop now. Motivation is not simple, but nothing is simple. Pain is weakness leaving the body.

I would recommend a diet consisting of alot of of hard boiled eggs and chicken prepared in a healthy manner. Boiling the chicken works great but it tastes bland as all hell. Chicken and eggs when prepared right are high in muscle building protiens that will help give you the energy to exercise alot, and low in fat to help you keep the weight off. A buddy of mine goes on a very strict chicken and egg diet when he needs to reshape himself, he often ends up losing 20lbs of winter coat and increases his lifts to tremendous amounts.

Above all find things to keep you motivated, I know it's not easy.

The only reason behind doing any sort of physical activity is the idea of natural growth within oneself. If one ceases to exercise, they cease to learn and grow, leaving them in a still life. Never fall into the void, always strive to grow and learn. If reality is the ultimate arbiter, let exercise show you that if your will is strong enough, your goals can be achieved.
Never let that falter.

What about cooking the chicken in cold-pressed olive oil?
>> Anonymous
I think cooking the chicken in a low fat oil will work pretty well also. So long as you aren't deep frying it to death in fatty oils, it should be good.

Also, when there are aspects of your life that are inconsistent such as relationships, use exercise to remind yourself of that consistency. If everything else around you fails, you will know that growth is an unstoppable force if you keep it's momentum.

Haha I kinda like /fit/. /b/'s too stupid for it's own good. Although they do supply a sufficient amount of scene chicks, so I cant complain. Plus people here actually know what exercise is...

I pulled my groin muscle about 5 days to a week ago and have done barely any cardio or squats, or much anything at all

that + hurting my back the same day doing improper form and tmj = no fun and obviously needed days and days to recover

but in the past 4 or so months I've been living this new lifestyle there hasnt ever gotten a point where I'd want to go back, sure I cheated once a day or two earlier but that's pretty much it

doing all this has changed things..forever

and if you're getting burnt out i'd suggest taking an extra rest day, assuming you lost the 25 pounds by eating healthy and they came off in a timely fashion (2 1/2 - 4 months?)

an extra day isnt gonna do anything but help you, trust me. we need our rest and relaxation and sometimes you learn from your mistakes if you ever end up overtraining

TLDR fuck bitches get money

also throw that shit out in your freezer and cabinets

Pain is weakness leaving the body. The question isn't how much more you can take, but how much more you can give. Just when you're ready to quit, your mind says push harder. You listen, sensing an inner strength that wasn't there before and suddenly you discover you no longer feel the pain.>>256690

i lol'd, I lost the 25 in and around 2 months yeah.

OP: don't lose your shit, same thing happened to me at the beginning of july (plateau'd, broke up with gf of 2 years) and i went to pieces for nearly the whole month.

finally back at it, and i feel about 100 times better working hard, but feel like i lost a lot of progress over the time that i stopped taking care of myself. it's not worth going back, you'll be a better person if you just can hold out.
