whats the best excercises and lifts that would increase my sprinting speed?

- Jumping
- Powerlifting (cleans and jerks esp.)
- EXPLOSIVE SQUATS. Helps when you blast off at the start of you sprint because you're using your hams and glutes to drive yourself.

Squats, calf raises, leg raises, good mornings and....well, sprints. Those are just the lower body workouts that I can think off.

There's still all the core stuff that you have to worry about.
