OK. I've got your answer here:
I used to weight 300 lbs, and I was a 48'' waist.
I was 16 and decided enough was enough. So I started walking and eating better. I dropped down to 174, and started lifting weights.
I went up to 220, and have maintained that muscle I gained since going vegan a few months ago.
So, I've always had the loose skin hanging around my mid-section. Even after I bulked up a bit, it was still noticeable.
Did some research online and turned up with nothing like you did. I put it into yahoo! answers and found that someone asked the same question.
Some weird dude with no userpic posted that loose skin can be fixed with weekly baths in water, red wine vinegar, and epsom salt.
I didn't find anything else, so I figured that I might as well try it since the concoction didn't seem dangerous. The worst that could come out of it is smelling weird for an hour or so, right?
Well, it actually fucking worked. I'm still doing the baths, but since I started, I've dropped two inches around my waist. It actually tightens your skin, no fucking joke.
I'm still doing the baths, and I'm seeing more results after each bath. I'm actually tarting to see the top of my six pack.
So, baths once a week. Put enough red wine vinegar in the bathtub to turn the water a dark pink, and just go over the surface of the bathwater with the epsom salt twice--you know, pouring it into the bath.
Make sure you mix the epsom salt in there so it dissolves too.
Soak in there for about 30 minutes, and just take a shower when you're done. You should see some real results after just a few baths. My loose skin was pretty bad, and I saw and felt results after even the FIRST bath, but I don't know how bad yours is.
