Sup /fit/. I used to come here quite a bit at the beginning of the last school semester but after the school work started getting busier and same with other parts of my life I pretty much stopped coming here and also stopped excercising for the most part. My weight is still 165 and its been like that for over a year or 2 now but I know that I have fattened up a bit and I'm tired of it so I have decided to get fit and get ripped a little. I kept in good shape when I did excercise but now I want a 6 pack. I'm not worried about the excercise but what do you think of my diet(pic related). I know there are obvious things missing but I don't think it's too bad. Basically in the morning im going to be eating a bowl of special k with strawberries and milk. For lunch a can of salmon and lemon juice and for supper another bowl of special k with strawberries. I'm not asking you if I should do it, I am going to go ahead with it for sure, I've done it for 2 weeks before but school got kinda busy so I couldnt keep up with the diet. Everything is more relaxed now since I'm back at school for the spring but only have 1 class.

I have a question as well.
I have a flat stomach, but i have all this belly skin.
I have been doing situps for a while now and none of the skin/fat is shrinking.
What gives?

op here, if it doesnt eventually tighten you might need some cosmetic surgery if its terrible, but dont give up, it will probably tighten

Well, no, its not that bad, cuz im skinny as it is, but i can pinch about 2 inches while standing.
Its not really noticable as it is, like no folds, but no Abs are showing.

No, you shouldn't do that diet, but have fun doing it anyways. What the fuck were you asking? Of course it's missing tons of vital nutrients and you're fucking yourself over.

No vegetables, no fruit, no dairy.
Lacking in most vitamins and minerals.
Reliance on cancerous artificial sweeteners for drink.
Ketosis (always has bad results in the end).
Impossible to get a decent amount of energy to support yourself with these items unless you eat a whole box of special K and five cans of fish.

op here, well, i guess ill try it again, also i probably wont be doing it on weekends, since i head home for the weekend and my parents usually cook anyway and would probably not be happy with my diet
