Alright /fit/ggots I really don't want to walk to the gym because its fucking cold out up here in new england and I don't have a car.

I don't really want to bulk up that much just bscly become Brad Pitt in fight club.

Is this a reasonable goal with body weight exercises and a 50lb weighted vest?

probably not, hes not huge compared to the gym gorillas but hes still got muscle. My guess is he didn't get that way from squatting and dead lifting, but from bench presses, over head presses, rows, curls, shrugs and all the other stuff the 5x5fags say doesn't work.

Dont start using a vest untill you already have been working out for a while.
