Sup /fit/So, I've been trying to eat a bit healthier lately. Not completely phasing out the food I used to eat, but I've been drinking Vitamin Waters in place of soda, eating granola bars and nutrigran bars (whatever ones), more fruit, and pretty much stopped covering my food in salt and butter.I'm on the right path, yeah?As far as working out goes right now, I do situps, pushups, stretch, use these two small dumbells, and will soon be riding my bike again (primarily these things because the two gyms around me are really fucking expensive). Is there anything else I can be doing in that regard?Genuine questions /fit/ friends, any help/comments is terrific.

if you're really having problems with drinking regular water, you could try slowly diluting the vitamin water until you're down to regular.. or adding lemon/lime juice to normal water. it does taste boring, especially if you're used to soda all the time, but you'll get used to it.
