Three newbie questions for fit:
1.)I'm kinda familiar with working out but I have never SERIOUSLY implemented them and usually don't stay consistent or dedicated enough. So I'm gonna start all over again. Tell me, for a relative beginner, shoul I do a 2, 3, or 4 day split routine? If it helps I'm a skinny fuck.
2.) I know you can take whey protein supplements directly after your workout, but at what other point in the day can you take this sexy powder? Also recommend me another type of protein supplement that might help. I heard of casein but I don't know the full deal...
3.)Would cardio on the same day as a workout be too detrimental or do i have to do it a different day?
Pic... maybe related?

1) If you have the time, workout every second day, with a rest day in between sessions.

2) Before and after. Or right after then mid afternoon.

3) No. If by "workout", you mean weight training; cardio first, then hit the weights. It produces the best effect.

OP here. Disregard is suck cocks.
Okay part two on the first question... how do I breakdown each workout? You know how I mean. Chest/back/legs, lower body/upper body, when to do abs, etc....
