Hi u guyse

So I got tired of my belly (I'm not fat overall, but I have this soft round gut) and decided to start running.

Thing is I can only run pathetic 800 metres (0.5 mile). As the days go by, I see I'm getting faster, but I can't get past this 800 m mark.

First thing I thought was to try running slower so I could run longer, but it didn't work, I just ran 800 metres slower. In fact, the last 100 metres take a lot of willpower, regardless of speed, when I reach the 700m I always feel like giving up, but I say to myself: come on it's almost over now!
But I think my speed is OK now, about 11km/h and I really need to be able to run at least 2 kilometres (1.24 mile).

TL;DR: How do I start improving resistance over speed?

(sry bad englis)

run 400m, then walk 200m, then run 400m, then walk 200, run 400. Do it like that, so in total you are running over 800m, and increase the number of times you do it over the weeks. There are various ways of varying this. You could make the walking portions shorter, or the running portions longer, do it more times, or do it time based rather than distance (e.g. run for 5 minutes, walk for 1min, run for 5 etc)

Caffeine pills.....run pyrimids 800 then 700(as far as you can again) then 600(as far as you can again)....caffine pills will make you be able to jog at a medium pace for a long time probably also breathe through your nose it is specially designed to scoop oxygen from the air.....
