ok, so im a guy that barely moves at all.
i sit on the comp from the moment i wake up, walk around to get food, take a shit, go out the house for a couple of hours, and sit back on the comp till it's time to go to sleep.
thing is, moving around for me feels reall awkward, it's like I wobble around like a hueg fat person although im not that fat.
so, what exercises can i do to be more flexible, to carry myself better and to feel more comfortable in my skin?
also, i want to kick high, which i can barely do at the moment. any advice for this?

sorry if these seem like dumb questions.

Stretch and practise balance, if you can do some basic yoga that'd cover both aspects. As would Tai Chi, do it in your garden if you have one and you'll probably feel alot better for it if you barely leave the house.

any more advice?

For the high kick, I guess I just recommend stretching. Look up some basic stretches and do them twice a day - when you wake up, and before bed.

I bet if you start exercising (running? biking?) you'll start to feel a little bit better. That's kind of how it happened to me. I was kind of just generally more happy after I started working out, I could walk around knowing that I was doing something about it.

Look in the exercises.
It makes your posture way better and can make you taller.
Thats what I did.
I grew 3 inches :D
It's simple too.
