hey /fit/
everytime i walk for few minutes i feel exhausted start panting, im not fat and i want to know whats my problem because i can do any kind of exercise, except cardiovascular.

what do you mean you can do any other exercise but cardio? You're saying you can do weight lifting and are strong as fuck but don't have any stamina?

you don't have to be fat to not have any stamina dude. Not exercising consistently can make you very out of shape, even if you're not fat. Start walking more and then when that doesn't bother you, start moving up to more intense cardio.

BTW, i doubt you're not fat at all you might be in denial and say to yourself "well im not fat, im just not fit"

or "im not THAT fat, im just not cut or muscular."

i can do any kind of exercise without any problem im not strong but i do have my routine that i do oftenly but when it comes to cardio i have a lot of problems, i run few minutes and im panting like a dog and that's why i avoid doing those exercises.

maybe it's something im not eating or maybe it's disease...

i dont get what you mean by any other exercise because almost all exercise requires some effort. If you have enough effort to do these exercises, you should hav enough to at least walk without being out of breath.

BTW, it is normal to breath harder during exercise...i think your probvlem might be thaty ou just aren't used to working out hard enough.

You might be the type who does 50 reps of dumbell curls and considers it a workout, even though all he did was 50 reps of 10 pounds.

start pushing yourself more.

Weightlifting uses a lot less oxygen than a cardio workout. Your cardiovascular system just sucks. Run more and you'll be fine.
