Trying to lose fat, then start muscle training in June.

So is this a good routine right now?

Sugar: 77 G (it's from all the fruit, cup of skim milk, and 2 extra teaspoons of raw sugar in my OATZ every morning)
Fiber: 41 G

Any Suggestions to how I can lower the sugar count?

Less Carbs more protein, Carbs are used up before fat storage so go for 20% carbs 60% protein and 25% fat
