/fit/, i work out consistently, and it's been about 10 months, and still i have yet to see a single gain. what could i be doing wrong?

dietdietdietchange your diet, change your body. you could have the most perfect workout plans but without proper nutrition it doesnt mean shit.

Protein! Steak, chicken, salmon, tuna, peanuts, beans, lentils, eggs, milk. Complex carbs! Whole grain bread, brown rice, potatoes. Also have some whey shakes post workout and maybe Casein shakes if you can afford it.
OP is underaged.Drink beer. as much as you can. You will see a big gain in two months.
