BFFM. "Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle" by Tom Venuto.

Who's read it and who likes it? I, for one, have, and it is probably the most comprehensive source of healthy diet information I've ever seen (yes, it is the only thing I've paid for). What's better, virtually everything he says I had already read to some extent from years of internet research. He simply codifies it into a simple plan that melds to your body type and goals.

So have ya'll read it? If not, what weight loss advice have you purchased and what did you think of it?

Body Building Revealed / Fat Loss Revealed by Will Brink are the only ebooks I would possibly say are "better." Part of that evaluation is because of the members forums that comes along with them. Lots of trainers, nutrition scientists and generally smart people there.

I've read BFFM. I basically go to it and BBR/FLR for any questions I have. Lost 40 pounds in 4 months.

BFFM did put a forum up, but it is pay-to-use. Are Will Brink's book's forums also?

I have been wanting an encyclopedic list of weight training exercises. Am I right in assuming BBR offers that?

Each ebook is $50 and you gain access to the forums. I personally think it's worth it. Just buy BBR because FLR is a lot of the same information.

If you just want a directory of weight exercises, google is your friend!
