In any given isolation exercise, is it more effective to:A. Do one set of left arm, then one set of right, alternating whole setsB. Do ~3 sets of left in a row, then ~3 sets of right in a row after thatC. Alternate in the set (1 rep left, 1 rep right, and so on)D. Do both arms at the same time?
AEach arm will have more time to rest between sets so you should be able to do more reps/higher weight. That aside, you could also try not being a faggot and doing compound lifts rather than shitty isolation exercises.
