sup /fit/. I have no trouble exercising for long periods of time, but whenever I do my body gets crazy itchy all over. Is this normal? I know it happens to my father too.

I sometimes get that, but it's more of a stinging than an itch. Mostly on my back, I dunno why.

I get it too. It has something to do with sweating.. You should probably drink a lot more and don't wear tight clothes while exercising

My gym clothes are pretty loose (save for the boxers that never fail to slide up my thighs and wedge in my ass), but you're probably right on the drinking thing. Fruit juice is about all I ever drink.

It sounds like you are allergic to your own sweat. I know people irl who have the same problem.

This is just off the top of my head, but (allot) more water may help by lowering the concentration of salts etc in your sweat. Also try carrying a towel with you to occasionally soak up extra sweat. And of coarse shower right after exercise.

Try spandex. It moves your sweat to the surface of the material. If your sweat is causing the problem, problem solved. If it's not, the spandex moving might be enough to scratch the itch(es).

I'm already using one of those quick-drying workout shirts.
