finish off with a 1-2 mile run *mix that in every once in awhile to fully drain muscles and to burn a little fat*

most of the things i did to get the abs are diet related. *lots of protein, must have protein with every carb related meal, lowered portions, maximum hydration, high fiber meals, LOTS of veggies, omega 3....
and FISH IS A MUST!*

You mean to tell me you don't do lower body resistance training? Excuse the horrible pun, but you're only shooting yourself in the leg. Just playing soccer is no replacement for squats and deadlifts.

serious jealousy ITT so far.... I once new a professional soccer player. His legs were so strong that if we wrestled he could throw me across the room with them (I weighed 230lb at the time) or probably smash my chest into little bits were he to leg-lock on it.... they were sickeningly strong.

great work OP! I can definitely understand why you wouldn't worry too much about squats. That said, don't neglect if you're not playing anymore.

I played soccer for 9 years, then neglected my legs for a good long while. They're strong and can throw up 800+ on leg press, but they're getting smaller, especially the calves.

tl;dr-don't neglect your legs, even if you were a soccer player...they go fast.

well other than the 1-3 miles of running... I usually do either those jump-squats *jumping from a squat position, repeat*
and alot of squat thrusts.

P.S. My sport's mma so I get alot of other leg work having to do kick/knee drills.
