Sup guys. Good to see this board up and going.

I've been looking to get into shape. I'm 6'0, 145+/-5 since the last time I've been weighed on something that didn't come from Wal-Mart. I'm not a stick anymore like I used to be, but I'm far away from being fat. No love handles, no belly, nothing like that.

So. Going to see if I can make anything of it.

I've heard of programs set up that have a pretty set designated day-to-day planning of everything you do. Full list of instructions, what to eat, etc. I've given a shot at the Couch To 5K program and I liked the results(just didn't stick with it after awhile ;-; ) and I was curious if there were any programs online that were like this, but for building muscle mass and losing solid fat.

So. Do such programs exist? Just a 10-week program for building muscle in general. I'm not looking to have arms that could crush tanks or anything. Just proportionate muscle.

I've tried doing just random exercises, but I never see any results. Pushups 'til the arms give out, crunches 'til I can't eat the next day, things like this. Without a set kind of plan I generally just move until I can't anymore, which does absolutely nothing.

Short of just going to a gym and hiring a trainer(could be done), does anyone have a link to somewhere that offers up a planning process for gaining muscle?
