/fit/ I hate my arms so much right now. They have like a little fat sack on the underside of them. I'm loosing weight overall but my arms just seem to look worse and worse. I have two 5lb weights, but that's it. Anyone have any things I can do to rid myself of these hideous attachments.

Quite low weights but you should be able to get something out of them...

Try tricep extensions or tricep kickbacks, if your triceps are small then 5lb might be enough.

Do dips and pressups in conjunction with these and you should build your triceps to the point where your arms are no longer flabby.

get some 20 pound dumbbells for curls and start benching and doing arm extensions for triceps.

More cardio, and work out those bi's and tri's hardcore. Ohh yeah, and don't forget to squat ;)
