Running would help you a lot too, for pretty obvious reasons, start by "jogging" for 30 minutes, start with a 5 minute warm up, then jog for a minute and a half, than walk for two, continue for a half hour. Do this every other day, and every week, up each by 30 seconds (i.e. on week two, jog for two minutes, walk for two and a half. etc etc.), this is just plain good exercise.
But most definitely, no real need for weight lifting, you're not trying to gain mass, rather take what you have and cut it down. Pushups, some jogging, and a good diet will do you wonders.
