Depends, if it's fresh fruit with ice and maybe a protein shake blended it can be pretty good, if it's some bullshit starbucks/starbucks wannabe then fuckin no, just no.

Only if you focus on little added sugar. Plain yogurt, some fresh fruit, and if any sugar at all is added... Only a little honey.

i.e. Raspberries, yogurt, ice, bananas and a little honey to counteract the tartness of the raspberry. Bam! Delicious.
