what do you mean you can do any other exercise but cardio? You're saying you can do weight lifting and are strong as fuck but don't have any stamina?
you don't have to be fat to not have any stamina dude. Not exercising consistently can make you very out of shape, even if you're not fat. Start walking more and then when that doesn't bother you, start moving up to more intense cardio.
BTW, i doubt you're not fat at all you might be in denial and say to yourself "well im not fat, im just not fit"
or "im not THAT fat, im just not cut or muscular."
