am i eating to much or to little? jdan
i eat and eat and ate but never get full. I ate like 7 meals worth of food today and I'm still hungry. I what do i do is this bad? the pic is of me

well today i had 2 bowels of cheerios,a muffin, and for lunch i ate smoked sausage the one that looks like a big horse shoe.I ate the hole thing by my self with a thing of potato salad,and now for dinner I'm eating two Rubin sandwiches with chips. and I'll probably get hungry again before i go to bed

You're teeny tiny. Just eat everything in sight, you haven't STARTED eating big yet.

I eat 6 whole eggs + 6 egg whites and 4 pieces of toast + 500ml of milk for breakfast.

2 scoops of WPC + 500ml of milk for a snack (over 75g of protein in that 1 drink)

750grams of hamburger ground beefy stuff between 6 pieces of bread (250g each) with tomato sauce and bacon.

Another shake, same as above + 2 tbs of peanut butter.

Dinner is same as lunch, except might have chicken breast done in a special way instead.

Supper is 500g of cottage cheese (casein before bed)

THAT still isn't eating big per se.

At your size, what I dsecribed should be your minimum a day.

Good diet plan for yourself, but bullshit advice when you don't even know what OP's goals, exercise regimen, or even size is.

Jesus Christ. No matter how much you exercise, that is not good for you with the eggs, bacon, cheese...etc You should be eating more vegetables. You carry on eating like that and your heart vessels will get clogged up. I'm a doctor and I see people like this all the time who believe that eating is good if you exercise a lot. Not so. Don't do it. Antihypertensives and Statins are not pleasant to take.

Fats are important in your diet not only for the energy they posses, but because they keep your appetite down. OP, find out your daily caloric needs, and eat 400-700 calories more than that every day and see what kind of results you get. And be sure you're getting good workout and putting on muscle, not just fat. Ideally you shouldn't put on more than 1-2 lbs. every week.
