Hey /fit/, I was wondering what's the best way I should exercise?You see I'm fat, 5'9" and 163lbs :/, and I was wondering if I should do weight lifting or cardio?The reason I'm iffy about weight lifting is because a friend told me, who's source was apparently a gym teacher, that weight lifting just produces dead muscles...I'm skeptical about that statement...So /fit/ what should I do to get in shape for uni/college?
