hey /fit/ I've been eating less for about the last 20 days I went from eating fast food all the time to only eating at home things like spagetti, Sandwiches, oatmeal, soup, pasta, etc. my question is am I actually getting healthier? I mean I am eating less quantities of food but not exactly healthy will I loose weight/ feel good?

Dieting with exercise was the way I lost a lot of weight.

If you want big results, you'll have to pick up an exercise routine eventually; you can do it though, even if it seems like you can't at first.
