I have been doing 3 miles of cardio followed by light jazzercize for an hour. And i am gaining weight. I am not being a priss. I am really getting fat from exercising and eating right. I was thinner on Mc donalds

Could be that you're making more muscles than your burning fat. Which would lead to a weight gain, but should at least make you look a bit leaner.

I suggest reading a book, there maybe many things that you are doing wrong
-not long enough breaks between meals
-too high cardio intensity
-...many other small details that are too many too list but who may all destroy your dream of losing weight

Muscles weigh more then fat dipshit. Naturally, if you never exercised before and started to do it, you'll weigh more.

what is your heart rate when doing cardio. most people are doing too high heart rate and burn too high amount of precious muscles this way
