Hi /fit/.

I need to get better definition on my body. i want your opinion on the fastest way for me to do so.

I am open to any of your ideas. I was thinking maybe some kind of supplement(fat burners etc.) I dont think i would be able to keep to a strict diet i am willing to pay for the best "cheating" way to chiseled features.

tldr: i want a quick way to loose fat to get better definition. Any help is appreciated

Not OP but related, need tips & tricks for better definition. I'm also kind of 'almost there' but not quite and I'd just like to get results faster, you know. I have wrestling 2 times a week, go to the gym 3 times a week and also a HIIT routine 3 times a week on bike. I'm also on a pretty healthy diet, lots of meat, protein, veggies, low carbs. Any quick way to lose that extra few % of bodyfat? Sauna?

Seriously, 'best cheating way'. If it was available in a can, everyone would have a six pack. Do you think people mentally make the decision every day "Hrmmm, stay a 400 lb lump of shit, or get a six pack by buying this $10 bottle of pills"

If I understand you here, you don't want to cheat, you want supplements to help you get chisseled faster... So, if you're not on the protein train, get on. You should be taking 50g of protein directly after your workout, another before bed and maybe one in the afternoon. Never pass 50g protein/hour or your body won't be able to metabolize it. This will help your recovery times and improve your muscle building gains. Then, hit cardio like a mother fucker. Seriously, being cut is 90% body fat related. You can do crunches once per month and have a six pack with low enough body fat.
