1) if you are not able to make certain sacrifices (i.e. hit the gym/buy supplements) then you have to realize that achieving your goal will be just THAT much harder and much much longer. It will take months, probably even years more to get the same results - there is no way around this, you only get back what you put in.
2) If you want to lose weight just jog in the morning and eat healthy, /fit/ will hate me for saying this but you dont need some crazy advanced technique (HIIT) nor a lvl 70 strict diet. It'll take you maybe a year and half but you'll get there
3) give up on making muscle gains. Like I said before, you are clearly not willing to make the necessary sacrifices to get what you want, doing something half-assed attempt will just deter you in the wrong direction.
4) I'm trying to be mean OP, just want you to expect reality. I sincerely wish you luck on your /fit/journey
