>>178605 I'm this poster. To be honest, you really don't look like 150 lb. I suppose that is a little overweight, but not as bad as you're making it seem. I see types like you in the gym all the time, and they usually give up when they lose nothing. But the fact is, just fix your diet a little. Decrease the amount of simple carbs you take in, especially through stuff that you could easily get complex versions of (ie get better bread. Look for a bread called Ezekiel 4:9, it's in the freezer section. Never leave it out, it molds in a day or two, leave it in the fridge and take out two pieces 30 minutes before you need it). Also cut out empty calorie drinks. I consider most liquids with calories to be empty calories, so try to only drink water or sometimes diet drinks. Start having an idea of how many calories you take in every day, too. Go on Google and type in "bmr calculator" and find out how much you burn, subtract 500 from it, and eat around that many calories every day. Of course, don't go crazy over it, or you might develop an ED. Do any kind of cardio exercise you can for at least 45 minutes for 4-5 times a week at least. You can try HIIT, though in the grand scheme of things, it's not much different from a little longer LISS.
