I have never been a big guy. I've been skinny pretty much all of my life, and could eat quite a bit. But now that I'm actively "Trying" to bulk, it doesn't seem like I can. I drank some coffee and I ate a twinkie and a glass of cold water and feel really full. Every time I eat something, no matter how small it is, I get full. I wonder if this is psychological..?
Caffeine is an appetite suppressant.Smoke weed on rest days. It relaxes you and makes you eat.
Is there an appetite increaser that doesnt involve smoking weed?
Start comfort eating, this works even better if you make yourself depressed also.

Eat empty calories and sweets, or things that aren't too fiber-y. Or skimp on sleep. It makes you more apt to eat.
