Hey, /fit/.

So, I've been hearing that running in the morning is better for burning fat than running in the evening, and I'm going to switch to that.

About how long after running should I eat? And is there any way I should retool the meal? Or should I just go with an ordinary protein/carb-ish breakfast?

Picture's totally unrelated, but it's the first thing i clicked.

eat what you normally eat, assuming you already have healthy eating habits.
I usually run 2 hours after I eat,
you shouldn't feel full but you shouldn't feel hungry either or you might start to feel uncomfortable.
