Dear /fit/,I'm 5'9 and around 160 pounds, I'm going to stop eating and drinking anything other than water for 3 days.But continuing with my usual workout that i just recently started doing regularly. - Biking for 45 minutes - And a fast paced walk for an hour everyday -I have no real muscle, the weight that i have is primarly fat, even though I'm not really heavy, i would say slightly heavier than average.Can i expect to lose any real weight not eating or drinking anything but water and working out for 3 days?Picture related, its an old picture of me.

Not eating for 3 days out of the week then eating like a fucking fatshit is probably going to hurt you more then anything...6 small healthy meals a day....
