Sup /fit/. Im an ex-powerlifter who blew out his back and was in the hospital for 3 months. In that time all my muscle turned to fat and now i need to get rid of it. Problem is ive never had to do a cardio program since powerlifting is eat as much as you can and lift a Chevy above your head for hours. I cant really do lifting anymore so i come to you for advice on how to drop down. As it is right now im 6'3 300 pounds (was benching 490 before ma back)
I already know to stay away from soda and crap. I never touched it to begin with.

dont eat shit, do cardio, do moderate weightlifting(if your back is fucked and you want to maintain your muscle), get some good sleep
