Most people don't have strong opinions on this, so I come to /fit/, knowing someone out there has something to say about it. Does anyone know the health benefits/risks of consuming soy milk over cow's milk?The only thing I can find negative about it is that it does provide estrogen and may lower sperm count in men (which isn't proven). Besides that, what about should I be wary about? OR should I just start chugging this stuff?I do like the taste of regular soy milk, and the longer shelf life compared to cow's milk if much more convenient.
