is oatmeal ok to curb the cravings? seems sweet enough, its about 130 calories per small package and I sometimes add a bit of cinnamon and raisens
my whole calories for the day usually falls under 1500, gonna guess maybe between 900-1200. Mostly consume eggs with veggies with a bit of cheese, some fish and few dairy products, occasionally some ramen noodles and a bit of oatmeal here and there and some yogurt......good?
