This is my workout plan so far and I was wondering if it's alright for me.

mon,wed,fri
-cardio/running
-strong lifts work out a or b

tues, thurs, sat,
-ab work out
-lower back exercise

I'm also trying to lose weight, I don't care if I gain muscles but I guess it wold be a nice bonus. I'm 5'7" and 195 so I want to get down to at least 170 something pounds so I want to know if this plan now is good for me?
