Day 1StatsHeight: 6'4"Weight: 227Distance: 4 MilesRun/Walked on a treadmill for about 45 minutes, keeping my heartrate above normal (apparently, almost in the redzone according to the stupid machine) then staggered off to get a drink (forgot a waterbottle, wont do that again). Basically alternated sprinting and speed walking every 5 minutes or so, man my legs are so shitty.Few things:1. I asked last time about tanning, mostly because I want to get rid of these acne scars that I have all over my body. Is there another way to get rid of them?2. I need to start considering a workout routine. I intend to run each day regardless, but I also want to spend another 45-60 minutes doing a routine, perhaps alternating which muscle groups I'm working on to give them a rest each day. The main one I want to work on is my abs. I heard you can do those daily, or twice a day if your in shape, but I don't know anything about other muscle groups.I'm not too concerned with my legs, they will strengthen over time as I increase the pace at which I run, and I don't want FUX HUEG legs either, cause I think thats so ugly.That leaves my biceps and pectoral muscles. you spend your whole day at the gym on the treadmill?jumprope or swim, they're the best overall workouts for your entire body.
