Hey /fit,

I do 1 hour of cardio a day. I try to run, but most days it rains so I use my stationary bike. I want to incorporate HIIT into my cardio but still do the whole hour. If I do about 5 minutes warmup 20 minutes of HITT at 1min/2min recover and then finish out the hour at a moderate pace am I still getting the benefits of HITT? I'm not really trying to lose alot of weight (maybe 20 lbs). My cardio is also not doing it for me in terms of kicking my ass like it used to.

up your cardio and start lifting weight. do the 4-6 meal thing. HIIT i would recomend on either cycling bikes or a treadmeal. the stationary really can't handle the impact too well. Same goes for elipticals
