30 - 45 mins of treadmill everyday should help out, actually sweating like a pig gets the job done.

Start with 30 mins, then 40, the 45, then 60. Never go more than 60 or less than 45 after you're used to it. And always progress, don't forget that if your heart is pumping and you're not out of your comfort zone then you're doing nothing.
