S'up /fit/. I've been doing stronglifts 5x5 for a month now and I'm fairly happy with how things are going. However, after my last workout, I have some mild lower back pain, aching and stiffness, of the sort I haven't had before.Clearly, next time I work out I will lower the weights and work on good posture and form to ensure I don't do any damage to myself. But my question is, should I skip today's workout and wait for the soreness to subside? Or should I just take some Tylenol and get on with it?Apologies if there is a facepalmingly obvious answer - I am a noob.
