Sup /fit/Ive decided to ride to work since I moved closer...its 10miles a day of biking...ontop of my usuall work out. Mind you I will be riding to work 4-5days of the week...1 day of the week I have to be at work at 6:30am...and its the nw...still tooo bloody cold then.Anyways...if not counting usuall work out in the morning...will I see some weight droppage? and stamina building?thoughts?

Yes to both your questions, OP. When I started doing the same thing, I had net weight gain, but lost a decent amount of fat. After 8 years, I've got some pretty chiseled thighs and calves.

depending on how fat you are you wont see much weight dropping, but your body mass will be more lean.but I doubt you'll keep this up for more than a month.
op here....Im currently at 38% body fat...from an original 67%...Your right I wont be keeping it up more then a month...I got hit by a car today on the way to work. No joke. So no bike riding tomorow.If I was able to keep up working out 9time a week since october...and only taking a total of 3 weeks off...I am preeeety sure I can keep riding to work every day.But hey, thanks for the vote of confidence. :D
