I keep a food diary, so this is easy.
It's now 12:04am, so I've eaten nothing so far. Yesterday, however, I consumed: 2x Freya's Soya Linseed bread with a thin layer of Marmalade.2x smoothies, consisting of kiwifruit, banana, nectarines, peaches, strawberries and plums. Banana. 2x relatively small home made hamburgers consisting of grilled chicken breast, lettuce, tomato, beetroot, red onion, avocado, grated carrot, egg white and a small amount of BBQ sauce. 1x green tea.
Is this an alright diet considering I'm trying to lose weight? :/ I don't usually eat meals containing hamburgers and the such, though. This was just for something different, and to me it doesn't seem too unhealthy?
