Option 1) Adjust your workout. You've probably been doing the same workout for 8 months and your body has tweaked your muscles to be able to do it flawlessly.
Option 2) If you're new to the workout and you're still not getting sore, you're not working out nearly as hard as you think. Unless you're a paragon of muscle endurance/repair, you WILL get sore from a new workout -- you probably won't even need to do it all that hard.
Mind you, if you've been at the workout for over a week, you probably won't get ZOMG I CAN'T MOVE sore. At most you'll feel a bit wobbly a little after the workout, but even that fades.
