I'm setting myself up at thedailyplate and I'm well below my calorie intake, which is good, however before I went for seconds I looked to see what another pork chop would do and my cholesterol and protein went over 100% mark, so I decided against seconds.

If I'm below my targeted calorie intake, what's the harm of going over the daily percentage?

Too much cholesterol is always hotly debated. There's not really that much hard evidence that consumed cholesterol is bad for your body...and it's been proven that consumed cholesterol does not effect what your body naturally produces.

Too much protein just gives you a lot of gas and stuff. Your body, on average, can't process more than 25 grams of protein in a single sitting.
