Hey I've started running to get into shape.

Is going three times a week Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday a good place to start? This is what fits my schedule and I have to go in the mornings.

I couldn't give an accurate guess of how far I'm running, but I can't run the entire distance of it yet. I can jog about half the route in spurts and I walk the rest of the time.

So far, it takes me about fourty minutes to return home. The first day sucked balls once I returned home. Second day was better, but my right calve was really hurting and I had to walk back.
