Hi /fit/, im hoping you can help me.I'm a Male, 5"5 and weigh just over 100 pounds. I eat healthily and do daily exercise, and all my life i've been pretty skinny. I'm pretty sure it's just down to a huge metabolism.Do you have any particular dieting advice to gain weight, and also make my forearms larger? They're like sticks, despite my work involving heavy, manual labour.

i do eat. i eat heaps. Perhaps you can suggest what type of foods i should eat more of?
drink lots of milk. full milk you little bitch.and lots of protein.
Eat a shit ton of protein. Aim to get around 20-25gms each meal, five meals a day.
