yea, electric scales that aren't expensive are probably pieces of shit. i've gone through 10 years of wrestling and 3 or 4 electric scales, and the best ones were 300-800 dollars. as for body fat, unless it has your exact hieght, and you are properly hydrated it isn't going to measure your body fat accurately, if it can. also, you need to be barefoot. if you really want to know your weight and body fat, find a doctor that can do it. or spend the money to get a nice scale.
