Lunges 3 sets of 6 each leg Squats 3 sets of 10 Push Up & Arm Lift 6 reps each side (I have carpal tunnel, so my wrists can't handle a lot of weight baring down on them or else it fucks my wrists up) Over Head Triceps Lift 3 sets of 10 each arm V Crunches 3 sets of 10 Arm + Leg lifts 10 reps each side Side Arm Lifts for shoulders 3 sets of 10 Jogging for 30 minutes
Also, last time I went to High School health class was 5 years ago.
