Ii am about to go warm up doing several stretches. Then I will jog for about 5 minutes to get my heart going. Then I am going to run as fast as I can, as hard as I can, like I am being chased by a gang of angry black people whom I racially insulted during a family reunion. Is running like this bad for you?

tl;dr going to run like a madman for 30 minutes, pushing as hard as I can is this bad for me?

Seriously, though, you /can/ have a heart attack if you push yourself too hard. If you really do intend to run faster than niggers for a sustained period of time, make sure you breathe properly to keep your heart rate down.

Op here: I feel like my lungs are aflame. My teeth hurt. And I am drenched in sweat. I am now downing a large container of cold water, slowly, in case it matters. I suck at running, I disliek doing it, and feel liek a huge failure the entire time I am doing it.


That aside: I am probably going to do this every other day. The days I am not doing it I will be doing Tabata.
Thanks for everyone's help. Oh and as you can tell, I have dubbed myself Gnaw, so I will be easily recognizable and my progress can bve tracked if anyone cares.
