exersize plan Radar
hey everyone...just found fit and i to know somethings...i have a bit of a gut and am not that fit but i want to be...what would be some good exersizes that i should start off with?
i want to work on my arms and torso....
i'm 5,5 160lbs. age 25
have no money for some workout place...looking for things that are free or can be done around the house....

this advice is good. invest in a bench and a set of weights. otherwise running, sit-ups, standing lunges, tricep dips off some kind of surface, curls using whatever heavy shit lying round the house. use your imagination and be resourceful.

Oats. Oatmeal. Very high in protein, good to have some for breakfast.
