How much does an untrained average joe bench squat and deadlift? Compared to his bodyweight of course.

You either deadlift wrong (lift from your lower back, instead of your hips/legs) or your forearms are too weak to hold the weight.

Might be, My legs are fucking huge compared to my upper body and especially arms.

Should I maybe do the arm workout in the 3rd day of the program. (before the 2day rest)?

I deadlift ALOT more than I squat.

I do have shitty knees though, thus the squatting to get them stronger

Similar, my deadlift is ~60-70 lbs higher then my squats.
