Yep, I'm the fat computer slob.
I'm utterly sick of this lifestyle and I want it to change, asap.

I understand, "Eating better food, eating LESS better food" "Working out and consistency".

But I come before you with a plea, what is the FASTEST method of losing weight? At this point I don't really care if it's unhealthy.

Losing weight fast isn't a good idea because there are a lot of drawbacks to it. You might end up with loose skin or stretch marks. If you cut your calorie intake too drastically, you run the risk of screwing up your metabolism. This way your body will lose muscle as well as fat, and if you start eating like a normal person again you're going to gain everything back in the form of fat and you'll just be a big blubbermonster with like 99% body fat. That's not possible but you get what I mean.

It's better to play it safe and do it the healthy way. You should lose 2-3 lbs a week tops.

Yeah, theres no real fast way. You CAN starve yourself. I have one friend that did this he los tlike 15 pounds in one week. Very unhealthy and dangerous, but you said you don't care, so there ya go!

Kung Fu Panda man. Seriously though, if you're tired of being a slob, you need to take it slow. Losing 30 lbs in 2 weeks would probably make you look worse since you'd have lots of folds of loose skin.

Cut off your legs. It certainly isn't healthy but you can lose a LOT of weight.

Cut down to 2000 and you win 500 cals each day.
But that's if you are active, if you don't move at all, you need even less.

Usual course of action is to figure out how many calories you're eating a day right now. Keep a food log of EVERYTHING you eat, including how much. Add everything up (you can use google to find calorie content for most foods). Try to cut the number of calories you eat by around 20%, and continue keeping a food log to keep you on track until you start getting a good idea how many calories a meal contains.

Keep doing this until your weight loss stops, then cut your calorie content again by about 20%. Do this until you reach your target weight.

I, and probably also the vast majority of people here, understand that frustration. It's important to get into the right mind frame and accept that it will take time for you to get slim.

You should lift weights and do some cardio. About cardio: Depending on how much you weigh, you might not want to do running (because you may mess up your joints).

I didn't really worry about calorie intake when I first decided to lose weight. I just ate better foods and drank more water (also, stop drinking soda if you do now).

OP, there is a fast way, but you'll likely end up Skinny-fat (much better than "fat-fuck" and the ladies will appreciate the change). Eat like 1 or 2 meals a day and exercise and you'll lose lots of weight fast.

skinny-fat is actually the WORST thing to be. If and when you decide you want to get lean and actually look good, you'll have no muscle at all to work with, and a high bodyfat%.

first off, since you're a fatass, even minor improvements in diet & exercise will get you results in a reasonable amount of time.

second off, don't drastically change your diet or exercise habits right away. if you sit on your ass all day, start by going on a few brisk walks. after you feel comfortable, up it to light jogging for short periods, then longer, then faster jogging, and so on. same with food - don't go from 4500+ calories to >2000 cause you'll quit that diet in less than a week. start by substituting out little things at first (coke for diet, fatty meats for lean meats) and then make bigger changes as you go (diet for water, a few big meals a day to several small ones).

this way, you won't quit right away like every other fatass does cause it's too hard. it's very easy, you just have to adapt first.

OP, get about 500 calories in your day. eat foods that fill you up fast, like nuts, fruits, and veggies. drink only water, lots of it.

work out till you cant go further. do something demanding. i bike really hard, and lost 25 pounds in about 2 weeks doing this. it was not healthy, but i wanted to loose it fast, and I did. i am still paying for it however, since I lost so much muscle I need to constantly hit the gym hardcore to build back the muscle. choose your poison...

Fellow lurking fatfag here trying to loose weight. I've been doing... ok so far I think (started May 21 lolz how funny, that's the same day WiiFit came out LOLOL) biking or running 30 ~ 60 mins a day, and eathing nothing but Healthy Choice/Lean Cuisines (I can't fucking cook), and I've gone from 241 lbs to 216 lbs... but all this keep to over 1200 calories a day... I... I... HOW THE FUCK DID I EAT HEALTLY +1200 CALORIES A DAY.

Fukken lightwight. I was the fastfood GURU, at least 10 meals a week fast food or order out pizza, 3600 calorie a day godfucking damn. Now I'm fortunate if I can swing 1000 a day.

AVERAGE DAY
Breakfast: Oatmeal/Grits + 1 piece of fruit, Cranberry Juice [260 calories]
Lunch: Healthy Choice/ Lean Cuisine and Crystal Lite [240 calories]
Snack: Gram Crackers [100 calories]
Dinner: Healthy Choice/ Lean Cuisine and Crystla Lite [240 calories]
Snack: Gram Crackers [100 calories]

Fuck that's not even 1000 fucking calories a day. Maybe I should fit another healthy choice meal (or bump up to the 330 ~ 480 calorie size meals?) Just need to add more healthy calories. And goddamn I hate fast food salads, I only choke them down when I don't have a frozen food.
