It's mostly OP's fault, offering tits on a board populated by /fit/freaks isn't the best option.
I'd personally recommend the cardio before the lifting, an hour of each, with compound upper body exercises and maybe isolation pec/trapezius lifts. As for diet, no HFCS, no fried shit, no sauces, no soda, but chow steaks and salads.
As for face, get rectangular glasses with thin frames.
