I heard caffeine negates the benefits of creatine because of it being a diuretic. On the other hand, N.O. Explode contains both creatine and caffeine.
Creatine, Caffeine (coffee), and a gallon of water a day is my routine along with daily nutrition.

I need HALP with this. Am I wasting my creatine?

partially true. caffeine (as well as glutamine) interfere with creatine absorption. If you space apart their intakes, then it isnt really a problem, especially if you stay hydrated. Noxplode is a shitty supplement because the only active ingredient is creatine and its absorption is directly inhibited by the other ingredients.
