Hi,I'm doing taekwondo (itf) for more than 2 years now but I want to gain some more muscles, I was wondering what kind of excercises I should do? My trainer says that running and pushing weights are not good for my body, he was talking about "long muscles". Can someone tell me what kind of exercises i should do?
