Ain't enough time. Just go outside and run for thirty minutes minimum, it ain't that hard. If you can't run no more, take a break. If your legs are pounding with pain, go home and rest for the day.
Do it everyday. Also, eat minimally but don't starve. Eat early and often, but minimally. Diet is as (if not more) important than cardio.
And sleep. If you don't feel like you can walk outside let alone run, rest another day. Goal is easily attainable if you keep at it. You'll probably lose more than 20lbs in ten weeks, assuming you're consistent and don't eat a lot of calories.
