Gains? Anonymous
So, /fit/, I increased my bench from a 245 lb max to a 260 lb max and my squat from a 325lb max to a 350lb max in only a little over a month.

Are these gains typical in this period of time? Should I expect to continue gaining at this rate monthly? Should I be gaining faster? Will I eventually plateau?

I'm not on any sups or powders other then Whey and Nitric Oxide shit.

I started a new program about a month ago, yes.

The fact that they are not impressive is helpful. I'm not sure what my gains should be, so it's nice to get feedback.

Well it's a decent gain. Kinda what you'd expect. Just keep it progressive 'til you can't increase your set weights, do a reset and keep on going.

I think you're doing good.
At some point, you'll plateau. It's just natural. You'll wanna switch up to dumbell bench for a bit just to shock your chest into recruiting more and different fibers and you'll get stronger.

Just keep it up, don't worry about it until you actually do plateau.
