My Routine is:
Squats - 3x5
Bench press - 3x5
Skull Crushers - 3x8
Dips - 2x10
Bicep Curls - 3x10
Rows - 3x10
Lat Pulldowns - 2x8
Deadlifts - 1x5

Do any experienced lifters recommned any changes?
I do this on Mondays and Fridays and do different things on Wednesdays. I've been doing this for about 3 weeks and I have had a moderate increase in strength.

I think that it's a decent routine.

If you are fairly new to lifting it's a good routine it seems. It covers majority of muscle in one day.

ONCE you get used to them try to seperate some exercises into a diffrent day. ie squats and deadlifts on different days.

I always figured that it was a good idea to do squats every workout.

add sum pullups.

Those muscles need to rest. Doing it every time is just inefficient. Plus that's more chance to die from rolling down the stairs after intense squats session. =)

Depends on how frequently you work out, but squats are a big lift so you want to make sure you properly rest your legs.

also break it apart a bit. thats alot for one day. burning out imo doesnt bring great strength; just more time to repair. I cap it at an hour in the gym if im lifting... hour and 15 minutes tops if I work legs.

OP here. 3 times a week for 3 sets of 5 reps. My legs usually feel plenty rested after a day. You recommend toning squats down?
