flutter kicks for the win, and something we call the motivator. start out with 10 count of heel raises, then jump in place 10 times with feet together, then perform the jumping jack without the arms 10 times then perform the jumping jack with the arms 10 times then work your way back through each exercise to the heel raises. This is one repitition, do this for 10 to 15 reps.
