Hey /fit/I recently started working out a lot, mainly running 2 miles in the morning and two miles in the evening.Now, everyhting was fine, but then I took about 4 days off of working out, and now back to working out twice a day, but I can't sleep at night.Any suggestions?Pic kinda related.

If you can't sleep then I'd knock off the exercise late at night, makes no sense to get all pumped up then expect to drop off to sleep.
