Hey there /fit/...Today I'm planning on exercising quite a bit and I suppose you can imagine it as sort of completing short sprints over about 6 / 7 hours.Unfortunately, last night I just couldn't sleep at all.What sort of warm ups, foods and drinks can I consider this morning / before I begin, in order to help me get through the day?Thanks in advance.Pic unrelated.
Don't eat a lot of carbs at once or you'll get logy and keel over.. If you use caffeine regularly, go ahead and dose up.Other than that, just suck it up.
