ECA (ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin) stacks. Work? Any benefit over just doing cardio? Does it burn fat/muscle more/less/same ratio as regular cardio?
Instead of fucking supplements that do not except dehydrate you, how about you worry about what you're eating fat ass?
It works as a supplement to cardio and diet.
yea use them PLUS do cardio...kick up your water intake to at least 1 gallon a day, this type of suppliment will dehydrate you. also take a multivitamin.
if it actually speeds up your metabolism, wouldn't it burn more fat as opposed to muscle or whatever? I am guessing that if your metabolism is slow, your body will burn a greater percentage of muscle.
