I have sleep problems.
Last night, i only slept 3 hours. I would've slept more, as i am very sleepy when i wake up, but i had to go somewhere, and when i came back, i wasn't sleepy anymore.
This night, i tried all i could, but i could not fall asleep. I did not sleep. I do not feel tired at all.

What changed recentely is that i have a slight fear of... not falling asleep, wich seems justified.
I don't know, but falling asleep at night is so hard, but falling asleep when i am sleepy in the morning is so easy.

I don't do much physical activity anymore. How much physical activity do i need to fall asleep faster?
