Cutest picture I've seen in a long time.
Myself, I'll tell you. I've got major depression (or at least, that's what my family calls it. I call it 'the blues'). After attempting Prozak when I was 19 and finding that it killed everything human about me, I resolved never to try it again.
After a recent meltdown, I decided that I wanted to improve my life naturally. I started exercising and my parents bought me a shitload of vitamins and supplements. One of them is St. John's Wart, another is a mouth spray called Rescue Remedy Spray, and you use two sprays when you're having a hard time (tastes like liquor). The last and most significant one is called Kava Kava. Look it up. It is a lifesaver. Since I've been taking Kava Kava, I've felt relaxed, peaceful and at ease. But I'll let you know, it hasn't been that long since I've been taking them, and maybe it's just a placebo effect. Whatever, works for me.
And I thought I'd add (though I won't recommend it,) smoking weed really helps my depression. Even at my worst my blackest days (pms), one toke and I'm jes fine. ;) In fact, many times I am actually motivated and very kind. Enough of that.
