Anyone actually doing Stronglifts 5x5? Talk to me about strength vs size because when people tell me they work out for fitness not for looks, I immediately think they're lying to me and/or themselves. But if I can have both strength AND size, then I'll give Stronglifts 5x5 a whack. I've been doing a typical bodybuilding 5-day split for several months now so it's probably time I changed things up anyway. Pic related, it's Mariusz.

Train for strength, and size will come.
If size doesn't come after some time, then switch your workout routine to emphasize size at the (possible) expense of strength.
Besides, I'm not sure that stronglifts is a powerlifting program anyway.
