I've lost weight in the past, and then gained 80% of it back. I want to lose the weight again and then some, but I just don't have any self control or motivation that sticks with me.

Does anyone have any ideas on what I could do to crank down on my diet and exercise?

your body is a vehicle. It gets you through this life. It helps you learn lessons. it helps you move what is in your way and it helps you defend yourself from outside forces. With your body you can save a life, accomplish goals, and live life to the fullest. By limiting ourselves and being sub-par, out of shape, unmotivated, etc. you limit how well you can live your life and to what extent you can let life take you. Whether this means going places where few have gone, feeling things that not many people experience, or just getting some quality time with the opposite sex, getting better, faster, and stronger is a must.
