hey /fit/. i'm too broke to apply to get a gym membership but i do have a barbell, a bench, and alot of different kinds of weight. i want to work out on every part of my upper body so it comes out even. can you guys give me any tips on certain routines i can focus on? right now i only know the basic curl for my biceps and bench presses for my chest.

thanks. i just moved into an apartment and i'm having trouble trying to keep up with all the bills cause i go to class full time so its hard to get alot of work hours in. shit sucks. but thanks ill look into that site.
