Whenever I work out (running, push ups, pull ups) my genitals go completely numb.
Just completely numb, couldn't even feel them if I cut them off.
Then, when I take a break for a good 5min or so, they're back to normal.
I'm not exhausting myself or in any weird positions that could cut off circulation or wearing pants too tight, they just seemingly go numb when I work out no matter what.
Anyone else have this or have suggestions?
Also, for specifications, I'm 6'4" - 193lbs.

Unless you somehow tear open your scrotum and not realize it. Then the beer will taste excellent that night.

In fact, in a recent ESPN magazine, there was a story of a rugby player that tore open his scrotum and he found one of his testicles were hanging out by a string. He had it stitched back up. I guarantee the beer tasted great that night too.

I've had this problem, too, but it only happens when I do cardio. After like a mile on the treadmill, my genitals are actually cold and tingly, it feels like when your foot falls asleep for a long time.
