Broke and /fit/? Liam
Hey /fit/,

Apart from my usual body image drama, I have a legit concern here. I'm in the market for job right now (If I don't find one within a month, I'm joining the Air Force, so whatever, on to the problem at hand.)

After paying bills and whatever, I'm broke, and have the following in my section of the kitchen.

Half a can of Quaker Oats
A jar of peanut butter
A Small bottle of honey
Protein powder
A bag of flax meal
a package of instant ramen.

Basically, I've been getting by with a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast and dinner, and a protein shake with a spoonful of peanut butter for lunch. Using what I have, how can I possibly maintain what muscle I have gained?
