hey fit men that totally aren't gay at all

i'm away for the week and have no equiptment or nearby gym.

what are some good pushup variations to put in a routine together?

i'm just doing raised slow on fists, never was a fan of them but if i must.

oh yea, just do the pushups you mentioned and maybe do some one handed ones and if there is a chair available just do some dips on the chair for your triceps (you can also do them just on the ground)

if there are two chairs available or anything parallel that is somewhat close to the ground, do some deep pushups for your pecks

put your hands together (your index fingers should be touching and your thumbs should be touching as well) in a diamond form on the ground and do pushups

to me the shape kind of looks like a spade...

dont lock elbows, or at least dont snap them into a locked position its really hard on the joints. a diamond pushup is when you form a square by connecting your thumbs and pointer fingers instead of the normal under-shoulders hand position for pushups.
