What does /fit/ usually eat for dinner?I'm in college and I'm trying to break my normal routine of just getting up and going down the street to the fast food place and getting a burger and fries for dinner but I'm not sure what to replace my normal meal of crap with that's healthy and that I won't gain a ton of weight from. I have access to a good grocery store as well as a local health food store, so I can get pretty much anything.
human flesh
poop
Flat bread made with the blood of Christians.
Ramen.I'm in college as well and I pretty much live off of it every day.
I rotate, it's either a pound of turkey meat, grilled up and spiced to taste, or a pound of lean ground beef, grilled up and spiced to taste, or a pound of sirloin, grilled up and spiced to taste, or a big pasta dish.I usually have some salad or something similar with all of those.
>>337594OP here:I would do this too except I have not heard great things about a constant diet of ramen, or just eating ramen in general. Something about the sodium content or something. I'm exercising on a daily basis in order to lose about 40 pounds or so and I don't wan't to mess it up by eating something unhealthy for dinner every night.
Pasta and salad, but that's mainly because I'm a vegetarian.
water
baked beans
eggs, beans, nuts, soy meat, spinach, cous cous, whole wheat pasta, or a dairy free smoothie.yum
