DONT get starchy fucking potatoes, canned goods, squishy bread and jelly and shit like that (even oats. WHY? because your body digests it too quickly so add some fucking flax if you have to). Canned beans are acceptable.. Make sure you wash them off well because usually they come with a lot of sodium which, in large amounts, will make you feel bloated.
