Hey /fit/,
I am currently on a bulking diet and working out 3-4 times a week. I want to do HIIT on some of my off days, 1-2 times a week. Will burning calories like this interfere too much with my weight-lifting gains?

Because he thinks he's clever like all the other dicks who put STOPPED READING HERE.

Anyway, I shouldn't think it'd affect your bulking.

i wouldn't worrya bout it
i do HIIT and weightlifting on the same day and started SL5x5 and went basically straight through over the course of a few months to basically 1.5x bodyweight while still doing HIIT on the same day

so it didn't interfere with me achieving whta some refer to as one roadmarker on the way to fitness

nah dude not at all. make sure you do it about twice a week because if you are doing serious bulking, you're going to want to stay in cardiovascular shape. i've seen people go balls to the walls and bulk and put on 30 pounds (most of it muscle) and by the time they are ready to cut, they are having trouble just walking up the stairs. even ten pounds is alot for a body to have thrown on its frame in a short matter of time.

tl;dr: make sure you stay in shape while bulking otherwise you'll be a lumbering out of breath faggit
