Crunches or Sit-ups

What are the pro's and con's of each?

It's better to save full sit ups if you have a partner or a decline board. Otherwise, if you're on the ground just push out your chest at the end of each crunch, also consider bringing your opposite elbow to your opposite knee every other crunch to target obliques. Full situps are bullshit if you're doing crunches right.

Well that sucks. I can't even grasp the crunch I also don't see how i'm supposed to make an elbow meet a knee in a crunch.
And I feel more pumped in doing sit-ups.
