But since you took my rude advice so well, I'll give you some slightly more real advice.
Google BMR calculator and use one that uses a harris-benedict equation. Eat 500 Cal less than what you calculate (from the harris-benedict equation). Eat high fiber, low glycemic index, hig protein, etc. You want roughly 20% of you Cal to be from fat, 20% from protein, and the rest from carbs.
