I think he means if you drink like 3 or 4 shakes a day, I would agree with him. But if your drinking one after you workout, maybe throw in some eggs/oats/peanut butter. Its a full meal in 3 minutes.
Does anyone have a reputable study that proves it works? The only one I could find was this one, and it combines creatine + whey, so it could be all the creatine...
