I'm sorry that this post is too much about cardio and not enough about squats!

I'm looking for some help with a triathlon training plan? I belong to a gym and I spin, swim, run and lift on occasion. My problem isn't finding the motivation to work out, it is that I have no clue how often I should be doing each thing and when. Unfortunately, I can't afford to pay someone to help me right now. Can you tell me what works for you, point me to a good book with triathlon workout plans or point me to a good website?

If you belong to a gym then you should be asking them about how to lift, I mean that's why they're there.
