Tricep Anonymous
Ok im workingout right now, and the exercise that pisses me off the most are skull crushers.

I try and do them laying down, I try doing them in a standing position.

Its the most annoying feeling doing it. Feels like my elbow is about to Snap.

are there any better Tricep Exercises I can do with Dumbbells?

Do them bent over, one knee on a bench, start with your arm bent at a 90 degree angle and extend it behind you until it's straight and flex your tricep.

I used to have a similar problem with skull crashers. Even if i took the weight lower, it still felt generally unnatural. I discovered that this was because i wasnt strong enough to do the exercise.

if it feels unnatural, discontinue the exercise, work the triceps in different ways for a couple months and go back to the exercise. if your triceps did get stronger, the exercise wont feel so unnatural. many websites classify it as a more 'advanced' tricep exercise.

Don't ever do this. Kickbacks are stupid and useless.

Either suck up the pain, or continue benching and your triceps will eventually get larger.

do dips. or whatever you call holding onto the edge of a chair with your legs straight out and lowering your body as low as you can then raising it back up.

I used to do those, but after my body weight became to easy, it was difficult to add weight. I would put dumbbells in a back pack and set it on my lap. But the dumbbells always found a way to slide over and hit me in the nuts. hahahah so I looked for a new way.

You're doing something very wrong, go to a gym and learn how the form is done until then just do Diamon push-ups.

at the excercises sextion choose triceps and there will b tonns of excercises for triceps and for the rest of you body!
