So /fit/ im in need of some help.

Im 21yrs 6'4" 257lbs and I have been this weight for about 4 years even though I run everyday for about 1.5 hours and lift weights every 3 days.

so what im asking is what can I do to lose weight faster then this?

if you're running 1.5hrs a day 7 days a week, that means you're burning like 900 calories or more just from running. That's nearly 1/2 of the recommended daily intake calorically of a sedentary person

Don't listen to this faggot. Every time you eat your metabolism goes up. Therefore, if you eat only twice a day, your metabolism will only go up twice.

If you eat smaller meals more times a day, your metabolism will go up the same, just more times and therefore you will burn more calories through the day.

Six small meals is a good number to shoot for.

and if you get hungry in between drink water.
Trust me, do that and you'll end up with 4-5 liters a day.
