Hey /fit/

I thought I'd do a ten minute circuit a few times a day to get my blood flowing and my heart rate up.

I wouldn't substitute it for my regular workout, I'd still go to the gym. (of course)
Would that be a waste of my time or would it actually be useful?
I figured it couldn't hurt...but I wanted some other opinions.

OH. THEN IN THAT CASE IT JUST SOUNDS LIKE A GOOD WARM-UP TO YOUR GYM WORKOUT. GOTTA WATCH STRAINING THOSE MUSCLES, GUY. SO IN SHORT, YOU AREN'T WASTING YOUR TIME. WARM-UPS ARE IMPORTANT TOO.
