i'm very thin. I'm an anxious nervous guy. Hard time getting to sleep, get nervous easy. lock up and choak verbally alot.

Does anxiety contribute to me being a twig? i have lorazepam but it doesnt work well. should i get stronger stuff from the doc?

Get some exercise, put on some mussels. Mussel-building makes you tired and gives you confidence.

I do. Work out 4x a week. I cant to bed until 1-3 AM. Takes 1-2 two hours of laying there to sleep.

Gained 20 lbs already, did not improve my anxiety.

Just pick up any form of activity.

Cycle, walk, jog, swim, weight train, box, whatever. Keep experementing until you find something you like, then come back here to ask for more advice regarding your activity of choice.

Well then, seek professional help. Not necessarily a psychiatrist, but just to get you some prescription strenght sleeping to put you out like a light.

I heard Ambien is the shit...heard it causes sleep-walking, so use with discretion.
