hay faggots, i'm a skinny ass motherfucker, now i don't want to get muscle or anything, i just want to tighten up what i already have, what are some good excercises for the ass, legs, and chest?
preferably no running, and something i can do without any equipment

Shadowboxing is boxing nothing. Get some rocks, some 1kg dumbells, bottles of water, anything. Punch at hip, chest or shoulder height, keeping elbows up. Twist so it works your abs. Do 3 minutes, 30 seconds rest, 10 times.

Lunges are where you put one foot forward so far that only the front ball of the foot of the other is on the ground, lower yourself, raise. Rinse and repeat for both legs.

Squats are where you poke your arse out and lower yourself as if you're getting ready to do a shit. Make sure you do these infront of everyone. They want to look at your pretty arse.
