do NOT forget that there is some amino acids that your body must get from food and some it can create on it's own.

protein that comes from animals has all the needed amino acids, thus your body can freely synthesize it's own proteins.

proteins in vegitables don't have all the amino acids, that is why your body has to strain to convert some amino acids into the ones that you're not getting by decomposing MUSSLE.
