Hey guys,

(I'm 5'6", 245lbs), I just found a great technique for helping me stick to my diet.

I've started eating healthy food like oatz in the morning, chicken and salmon for my other meals etc, but I was having problems sticking to my diet because the food was so bland.

So what I started doing was giving myself a treat after every meal to keep my motivation up. So this morning after my oatz I had a small chocolate pudding, and after my dinner I had a diary milk bar, just a small one.

I do this after every meal and it really helps me stick to my diet. I've been doing this diet for 6 weeks now so im really pleased with myself. The strange thing is I've actually gained muscle instead of losing muscle, 46lbs so far, it's awesome that you can achieve this on a good diet without even doing any exercise.
