As far as I know, there is no machine training for abs, so an ab routine will suffice for that, as for upperbody, I said sometime ago that I work at UPS, I constantly lift on average 30 pounds above my head. While this isn't a lot to the weightlifting community, this is plenty enough to say that I have decently sized arms for a videogame otaku. So...
