Well, I'm taking two Green Tea extract capsules with one CLA capsule per square meal (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.) I was taking Forslean (which is some herb I read about in Men's Health) but my blood pressure is a little low right now.
I'm trying to hammer out the rest of the fat off my body as well, it's from shit habits when I was a kid.... too much trans fats and HFCS.
