I'm a fatso (1'70m 90kg) so I signed up in a gym, and they are making me do a fuckton of musculation and only 30 mins of running in the machine. Is this effective or will I end being a musculated fatso?

Keep up the weights and do 30 min at least 4 times a week to get your body fat % down. Muscle burns more calories than fat so don't let it bother you.

When I started off I did 2 sets of 30 min cardio and kept with the muscle exercises.

In a month I went from 78kg to 69. 5'8"here.

Just keep the weight loss at 2-3 pounds per week, dont go crazy like me.
I had to buy new pants cause my old ones dont fit me anymore. :(

Taking it slow, I been in the gym for 3 weeks now.
I been in a gym before, a month doing 50 minutes of cardio and about 40 minutes of tonification and it did almost nothing to me.
Now Im doing intense musculation (somedays my muscles are very sore) and Im noticing some change.
