An example meal would be 3-4 sausages covered in cheese with garlic mashed potatoes (you need your veggies) on the side. Eat like this 6 meals a day and you'll start shedding fat in no time. Make sure your sausages are the good kind, thick and juicy, not those shitty microwave ones. The real sausages have tons of important nutrients needed by your body. Don't worry about exercise, as long as you stick to this diet you won't need it. Good luck OP.
