sup my /fit/ brethren, i've got a task that i need some pro advice for....in 7 weeks i'm going back home to visit friends and family, while i've seem the fam a few times since i've moved i haven't seem any of my friends at all for over 2 years---i've taken weight lifting and cardio pretty seriously(train 4/5 times a week cardio 20 min/3 times a week) and i've packed on almost 45 pounds (207 from 165) i'm pretty muscular and in the best shape of my life but i know i can do better, i'd like to shave some fat from the frame(i've roughly got around 8.5% bf) and add as much muscle as possible in the time i have before i go home so i can feel super good about myself and make everyone i haven't seen jealous.(i know it's vain but fuck it, that's the truth) help me anon....
