Hey /fit/.So I hurt my knee a little while ago at a Flogging Molly concert. Now whenever I swim or bike for a while its excruciating.Sometimes it starts up from just walking around.Any advice/experience on the subject would be helpful.I really wana get back to training.

I suppose you could go a rowing machine for cardio if your knee can handle it. Or actually go kayaking.
