I just bought an exercise bike and 50kg weights (Barbell and Dumbell set).
Im about 5'6" and 210lbs.

Could someone suggest some exercise regimes and maybe a diet to compliment my exercise regime?

Oh god. This thread is so much win. But seriously, do you have any equipment that would allow you to squat the the barbell? If not, your best investment would be in a squat rack. One that would allow you to adjust it for benching as well. Untill then use the barbell to military as much as you can for 3 sets of about 8 reps. And perhaps deadlift for 1 set of about 5 reps if the weight is heavy enough. Ride the bike on a regular basis at a relatively high intensity. A squat rack is a must. Make one with bare hands if need be.

use the weights as frisbees and put a bell on your bike

Seconded.
>> Anonymous
Wrestle the bike, challenge the weights to a salad eating competition, sing underwater.
>> Anonymous
You guys are doing it all wrong. Fuck the bike, eat the weights, swim with the salad.
>> Anonymous
No, no, no, make the bike lift the weights and then make the salad eat you.
Then ride yourself.

Lift the weights, ride the bike, eat the salad. Then go fuck yourself.
>> Anonymous
blend the salad. rub it onto the weights. melt the bike into a lump and use it as a weight.

Did the op ever respond to the helpful advice?
>> Anonymous
Throw the bike, fling the weights, toss the salad.

He probably choked to death on his bike before he could gauge how helpful it was.

>> Anonymous

definitely not.
There is a spare room in my house which i was planning on turning into a home gym but then my sister got pregnant and had a baby and my mum decided the spare room would be reserved for whenever my new niece needs to stay over. fucking pissed me off.
My college has just finished building a new campus which has a gym but i doubt it will have a squat rack or any serious weights equipment like that, mainly just cardio stuff i reckon, hopefully im wrong. I will find out in a couple of months when i go back.

The 50kg dumbell set won't fit on a standard olympic squat rack, the bar will be too short.

Also... its 50kg, he doesn't NEED a squat rack at that weight.

Just do it outside so you can drop the weight if you have to without worrying (on grass, preferably not concrete).

I was planning on doing it in my room and dropping it onto my matress which is on the floor.
>> Anonymous
Give back the 50kg weights and get a 100kg oylimpic weight set
In the UK there like £150, get squat stands, get bench press

WIn

Do starting for strengh google or /r/ it

You're gonna fuck up the mattress that way. Unless it's a spare one you don't give a shit about, I'd try to think up an alternative.
