Hey /fit/

I march in a drum and bugle corps, and that basically translates to I am running/on my feet/working for like 13 hour days, all the time, day after day after day. My feet are fucking killing me, even if I have a free week.

I usually stretch and give myself a half assed massage before I go to sleep every night, but I'm on tour and I don't have the time, and more importantly they AREN'T WORKING.

How can I make my feet not feel like they're falling off of my body every morning?

Do you have to wear crappy shoes for practice?

I use $120 new balance gel thingamawhats in practice, then at shows, yeah, I have to use "crappy ass shoes". They're called Dinkles. But At this point in the season I've only used them every now and then, the main source of the pain is just soreness from the nonstop strain on my feet, as I am beating them to death all day every day.
