Sup fit. Just recieved one of these today, and it works like a charm. Well, I did have to nigger-rig it a bit because my house is old (lol extra wide walls and fucking huge doorways), but it was a simple fix.Anyway, I'm trying to cut down on my weight while maintaining my strength. I know muscle mass decreases (maybe minimally, I don't know) when you lose weight, but does a proportional strength loss accompany that? Further information: I'm poor as shit and get most of my food from the restaurant I work in (usually something like a chicken wrap or turkey sandwhich), but that doesn't account for much. In the last week I've lost about 2 pounds of weight, been cycling, running, doing pushups, situps and pullups. What are some cheap foods that can give me nutrients I need without also being super-high in calories? Is peanut butter a good idea for fat? Is it bad to get like half your calories from protein?
Lifting heavy shit will help you retain muscle and therefore strength.PB is a reasonable fat source while also high in calories. High protein consumption is generally ok.
