Wrestling season is starting and I'm at 162 and normally wrestle @ 152. I am thinking of moving up to 160 because I dont think i can cut 12 lbs. I also will bulk up some more

What state are you from? Not OP, but pretty sure that's a lie. Here in CA, if your body fat is lower than 5 or 6 (not really sure, but if it's low...) you have to go to a doctor and get blood tests to make sure you're healthy. Then if the doctor okays you, you can still wrestle, but you can't wrestle at a lower weight.

I wouldn't commit yourself to a weight just yet OP. By the time conditioning is over (if your school does conditioning, mine did) you're probably going to lose a good amount of weight. I weighted 152 before wrestling season last year and didn't think I was going to wrestle 140s. I was going to wrestle 145s instead...but after football was over and I was in the wrestling room, I got down to 144-145 pretty fast. Then after that, it was just the old wrestling weight cut every week.

OP here I run Cross Country and haven't been going to wrestling conditioning. I run about 19:20 5k. In michigian the alphas allow you to have a minimum of 6 but you can't go down after that. I may be able to hit 152 but there is a gap at 160 and I have about 2 months to bulk up a few lbs...
