The science folk say that a little high intensity is just as good as a lot of moderate intensity. I say mix em both up. Do a short, high intensity workouts in the morning (after warming up & stretching [in that order!], of course) and one in the evening on one day, then do a longer, moderate intensity workout the next. That's one way to do it. Again, it's all about what works best for you. Oh, just make sure that once you start hittin the weights to not skimp on the protein in your diet.
