Hello /fit/

I've seen all these different forms of the pushup *diamond, tiger, reverse, negative, etc* and after trying a few of them out, I've only felt very few different muscles being worked.

Are these variations good enough to be considered good enough to do, or should i stick to the classic pushup and just stick to isolation exercises as usual?

wide ones will work your chest and shoulders, narrow ones loads your triceps.
