I'm 5'8 and about 147 poundsI do a bit of strength training 3 days/week for about 30-40 minutesBefore I started working out the way I do now (about 4 weeks ago) I weighed about 140.Since I graduated from school I've noticed that I have put on a bit of fat in my stomach and have developed some love handles and my abs have gone away... I've been eating pretty healthy and now my weight keeps going up and down.. last week I was 144 and then a couple of days after that I was 147.. though it COULD be all the CoCo Wheats i ate for breakfast.Anyways. i'm wanting to lower my bf% and lose my 32 inch waist because I have no money to buy new pantsToday I went out and got some "Green Tea Fat Burner" to help aid me in my quest with my current way of exercising and my diet.. Anyone know if I have to take these things every day or if I can just take them the days that I do hard workouts?I do this kind of HIIT for about 4 or 5 minutes on the days I am resting where I run suicides as fast as I can and then jog for a bit and then run the suicides again. I guess I might have to start increasing that HIIT time :(

hmm i used to use this stuff and honestly i mean i still use it occasionally if i'm being lazy but it doesn't help you that much because you just end up burning off muscle....my personal opinon is that you need more fats in your diets...it does seem counterintuitive but i bet your hormone levels are low because you aren't eating enough dietary fat and that is making your body composition more fatty....I dunno thats what i did i upped my fat intake and i got skinnier/stronger :)
>>338600Well, I used to be really athletic when I was in school, but now that I'm in college I haven't really had much time for much activity other than moving myself around campus and strength training 3 days/week.I don't think it has anything to do with my hormones.. I keep getting hairier, I have to get my girlfriend to shave my back for me or else I turn into a beast
Take them every day, and they probably won't help much at all with weight loss directly, but there are studies out there about how green tea helps suppress appetite, and dunno, cure cancer or some shit. It's good for ya.
Well, I started taking these things yesterday and about 10 minutes after I took 2 of them I got a ton of energy and felt like doing some HIIT.My HIIT session lasted longer this time and I weighed myself today (pre-dump) and I had lost 3 pounds.. Don't know if it was just my longer HIIT session or if it was the pills working or maybe both. I'm just happy that I've lost that much in just a day.After my dump I lost another pound.
