I took a simple general education class at my university already on Diet&Exercise last year, and even just re-read my course reader last night. It didn't go into the level of detail I'm requesting on these exact topics, although I don't think my questions are particularly challenging at all, except that I could easily be missing something if I trust the same intuition which got me no where in two years while I exercised all the damn time because I thought it was a simple deficit game that I was winning by eating so little and running so much.
