/r/ing "different" snacks preferably between 200 and 300 calories, one with carbs and one low carbs. I'd eat one around 3:45 PM and one around 7 PM.

So my 11 year old 150 lb cousin was making a smoothie....I was proud of her for eating something healthy....then she threw 4 motherfucking oatmeal raisin cookies in her fucking smoothie.
