To be perfectly honest, I'm not fit. I can't squat more than 1x my body weight, I sometimes don't work all the way up to 90% my HR during HIIT, and I cheat some reps in my last sets. I also follow a horrible diet. I'm the last person that should be giving advice. However, I'd rather be that than a liar who says they can bench 6x their bodywieght. I go outside and run rather than skip cardio to prevent "MUSSEL LOSS". I push myself to failure if I know I can pop out more than the set amount of reps, then increase the weight next set. I'm making progress though, and that's what I believe matters.
