How important is benching? My lifting routine revolves around squats and deadlifts. I weigh 150lb and can just about bench my weight which is a bit embarassing sometimes.

I'm not an expert but benching is considered very important. What you're doing is only working your legs with squats and deadlifts. The best way to work your arms is by benching, power cleaning, and pushups.

pretty important but not as important as Squats and Deadlifts

thats not a bad weight for a begginer, it will improve in time
how are your other lifts?

Its a very good overall upper body strength producer, but only when you go heavy. If you don't go heavy, it has very few carry over applications.

squat is 215
deadlift is 280
overhead press is a measly 80

for explosive lifts I do one handed dumbell snatches. 72lb

Anyway how much time should I devote to benching a week?

It's a power clean, not a reverse bicep curl, though there's often very little difference in most weight rooms.

Those numbers are pretty good. What's your current training schedule like?

I'd recommend planche progressions instead of the bench press. It'll build up the same pushing muscles, though stronger, and you'll eventually be able to do a full planche. At only 150lbs, it's possible. Pic related.

To prevent a muscle imbalance, working on the one arm pull-up or front lever would be good too.

I don't have a definite training schedule. I usually go to gym once every 2 days. If I feel like it I go daily.

Always start off with squats or deadlifts. I do 3x3, maybe 5x3 if I have energy to spare. Then I do weighted pull ups. 3x5. then onto bent over rows 3x5 and then onto one armed dumbell snatches 3x5. Occasionally I bench or overhead press. Sometimes as little as once a week.

Also what are those mini parallel bars called, how much do they cost, where do I get them? I looked at the plache before but the routine I looked at use palms on floor but my wrists are injured so I can't extend them that much. Thanks.

They're called parallettes, and are about $10 of PVC pipe. Here's a quick construction guide:
