Better still, scale the difficulty up on them, if you can do 30 normal you'd be better off doing less on a decline (i.e. feet on some stairs).

of course, it depends what your goals are, but let's just say your goals are to lower your bf %.

i would say smaller workouts that are cumulatively larger than the single workout because they would keep your metabolism would consistently spike higher than just from a single workout.

How exactly does that scale? Is the best way to build muscle mass then pushing your body to its limit each workout every few days?
