I started working out and trying to lose weight this past week, thanks to finding this board. So thank you for that. I've got a quick question for you, though. Since I have been working out I haven't been sleeping as well. I usually go to bed between 12 and 1, and I'll try to sleep till 9 or 10. Before this week, almost nothing could wake me up, I was a pretty sound sleeper. Now it seems like I'm waking up almost every hour or so, for no apparent reason. Is this related? Will it go away?

er... you should be sleeping more easily if you've started exercise as it should tire you out. Unless you're doing it right before bed in which case stop and do it earlier in the day.

Nah, I'm doing it in the morning. The evenings are pretty much the same as they always have been - slow and lazy. I figured that I should be sleeping easier, too, but it just doesn't seem that way.

i've been sleeping less since i started workingout too, but that's mostly because my ex used to live with me and now that she's gone and i don't have to take care of her anymore i'm taking better care of myself, but at the same time i'm afraid to go to bed without her. feels so incomplete.
