So, /fit/, I am a bit over weight. I am 20 years old, 6'4" and 310 pounds. For the past two months I have been dieting and exercising like 3,4 times a week. My diet is basically lettuce and turkey sandwiches with whole wheat bread, no mayo or cheese, and salads and shit for dinner. I do half hour hill climbs on a bike, then do weight training.Usually 20 vertical benches, 20 or so regular benches, 20 rowing things, bicep and tricep curls and some other assorted things.I have been seeing results, but I'm just curious to see if there is anything I can do to increase the efficiency of my workouts or diets, or if there is something I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance.
Congratulations, you are not "A bit overweight" - you are Obese.Your BMI is 37.7.

>>405472>>405473>>405504No seriously, you'd have to see me, I'm very tall and big without being a horrible blubber monster. Of course, when the clothes come off, its not exactly attractive.

>>405848Putting on clothes doesn't make you less fat. You have a BMI of about 38, when a healthy BMI should be around the early-to-mid 20s.
