/fit/ I have a question about burning fat.

I jog for 15 minutes every other day. how long does it take for me to start burning fat? Do i burn it within those 15 minutes or is it after those 15 minutes?

yes i suck at jogging.

Seriously, this is barely exercise.

HIIT for 15 minutes every other day would be one thing. Jogging you should be going for at least 30 minutes, every day.
