I've started on creatine just last week. I'm loading it. 20g a day for the first week, 10g a day for weeks 2-4, and no creatine weeks 5-8.

what do you guys do? do you cycle/load it as well?

15-20 grams of creatine a day for the first weak then 5-10 grams of creatine a day for the next 7 weeks after that, then 4 weeks off; repeat.

Make sure you drink LOTS of water while on creatine as it will make you very dehydrated if you dont.

Also, the first week is the loading phase, next weeks are the maintenance, then after that you want to flush your body of it for a few weeks, then restart the cycle.
