I've been taking green tea extract and L-carnatine to aid in fat loss, along with 30-60 minutes of HIIT cardio for about 3 weeks. Haven't noticed any changes. Anything I'm doing wrong?
Also, is there anything I can take that will help increase muscle with training? I heard whey is good

Most athletes struggle to get 8 minutes of HIIT in, those are Olympic athletes OP. Your either not doing it right or you are the next superman.
