hey /fit/

recently i have started losing weight. i have begun to feel better about my body and such, i still have a long way to go but things have gotten better. my question is about that disturbing line you can see a few inches away from my breasts. i know thats from me being xbox huge before, but will it ever go away? or is there a way to make it go away? its annoying the crap out of me and my body doesn't look half as bad when i pull my skin up to make it disappear(sounds gross, i know)

serious question, inb4 no girls on internet and man the harpoons. -_-

Yes it'll eventually go away. Assuming you lose weight slowly and gain muscle, your skin well tighten.

You need to do more squatz hun.

I think you look great! :P

The skin will take time to readjust to the size of the body under it, it will take a little while longer.

thank you. any specific exercise i should do to speed up the process?

Stop slouching when you sit, it causes a crease in your stomach skin when it gets squished together like that.

I fucking hate you, 'hun'.

>>203313
Get your desperate fucking self the fuck out of here.

I would fuck you so you shouldn't change your body even though my anonymous opinion on the internet has no meaning and is based only on my own sexual fetish rather than your desire and health.

It's not so much a specific exercise (spot reduction is a myth) it's more a general lifestyle change. If you make the commitment and stick to it, it'll eventually happen.

i lost 100 lbs a year ago because I hated my man titties and now i have a skin-bra. there is NO way in hell I can fill it all in with pecs.

fucking sucks. when i figured out that this will never fix, I lost all hope to continue losing weight.

I was definitely serious because that kind of post doesn't pop up whenever a female unhappy with her body comes here. In fact, there wasn't even one in this thread. I wasn't trying to use sarcasm to show how fucking retarded the "i fuk u so u gud" posts are by being so specific. Gosh, I sure will think my post through next time.

I use to be 210 lbs, now I'm down to 155 at 5'9". I had man tits too. They're not there anymore and I can now bench over 200lbs. It took me about 4 years, so don't stop just yet.

Thanks. I wasn't aware that sarcasm was just a bit of punctuation away.

I'm a chick and I had that line even when I was officially anorexic thin. I'm pretty sure it's posture - everyone's skin folds when they're slouched over.

Are you sure it wasn't your ribcage (half serious)? The fold eventually goes away if maintain the same weight for a long period of time. But good point. Make sure you're standing up straight.
