ive been getting headaches almost every other day, sometimes every day for about two weeks now. ive got a history of random migraines (like 4 in my life) but this is much more frequent and lighter than those. Plus, those migranes went away when i got my glasses.

/fit/ i have no idea whats going on. anyone know anything about what could cause headaches like this? its really annoying.

caffeine addiction... i am serious here too. if you used to drink a lot of softdrinks or stuff like that and you stopped you might have had a caffeine addiction and not know it. So when you stopped u get caffeine headaches from withdrawl.

Probably a culmination of all your bad habits.

FIX EVERYTHING

Seconded.

Eat properly. Rest properly. Hydrate properly. Exercise properly. The whole God damn shebang. I stopped having headaches, formerly like every day, now 1-2 a year, ever since I stop being a fatty.

just because you have a history of it, doesn't mean you can't fix it.

I used to get frequent (once a week or more) migraines in my youth. My causes were: Stress, lack of sleep (due to insomnia), lack of nutritious food.

Now that I fixed those, I occasionally get them, but they're usually triggered by weird things, like bitter foods (coffee and dark chocolate) or complex alcohols.

If it's not a eating habit, you may just have migraines. I fixed my various habits simply out of a desire to better myself, and I figured getting rid of my migraines would be just another benefit. But they didn't go away, and they've only gotten worse now that I'm in my 20s. Now I have to take painkiller shots to keep from passing out.

But if your migraines aren't total cuntfucks, then it's probably you're eating or sleeping habits. I used to get them even more often when I wasn't hydrated well enough.
