I'm like 310 pounds, /fit/, and I want to lose a lot of weight over the next month or so.So, someone suggest I try eating a can of tuna, 2-3 bananas/oranges, and a fuckton of water every day while running 5-6 km on a treadmill.Will this show results? What should I add?
