Today I started doing HIIT. I nearly collapsed and puked, but I'm gonna continue doing it.

Anyway, I noticed when I had recovered from exhaustion, I felt this onset of sudden, well, cheerfulness. I hardly ever feel like this, and I also noticed I was much more talkative, friendly and outgoing all of a sudden, whereas I'm normally a fairly introverted guy that keeps to himself unless in the company of good friends.
I assume this was because of heightened dopamine levels or something (the hormones that make you happy) resulting from the training, which I've read about.

However, apart from moar sports, are there any other ways to maek me happy like that, /fit/?

Hm, drugs aren't such a great option...bad availability where I live, I need to drive a lot, intoxication, plus risks like addiction.

It's hard, but I'm trying to be more outgoing. It's just, it was so much easier today.
