thursdays i have a class alot earlier than i do any other time during the week, and w/the one fucked up sleep schedule im just in a drowsy rut all day. Any tips on staying more alert through the day?

During class chew gum - (sugar free)-- it increases your oxygen intake and exercises your jaws, therefor keeping you more alert.Also if you feel yourself getting sleepy go stand up at the back of the room
Earlier bed time and a decent breakfast.

good regular sleeping pattern of eight hours a night, bowl of cereal and some juice in the morning, thirty minutes of cardio
