/fit/ any specific training I should do? And what exactly does cardio do? how long should some one do cardio?

cardio = cardiovascular that means its to more work out your heart. Just so it becomes healthy and works good. Work out your chest tho, bench press, sit ups, and i dont know what to call it but lay on the ground and lift your legs up as high as you can and bring em down. Do lots of those and you will look nice

Eat more. If you want to put on weight (muscle or fat) you're gonna have to eat more, lot's more.

I'm gonna reccomend you DON'T do squats or deadlifts. These are awesome exercises, but you need proper form and it's easy to go wrong there, especially if you're completely clueless like you.

Do other shit. I'm too lazy to right out all the movements. You've got the equip. Start on squats and deadlifts later.

Later can mean very soon, but you need to read up/getsomeonetoshowyou firtst. Ok?
