3 workouts ago i started doing hyperextensions.
Never did anything like that before...
OMG they feel great!!!

I started out at 5x10, then 5x20, last time i did 3x20 and 2x30.

The feeling that you get in your back after u've done a set, and then standing on the ground flex your back backwards a little... its awesome )

Will try to increase the number to 5x50 in 2 weeks, then will try doing it with 10kg weight

Unless you're mainly going for muscular endurance, you should start doing your hypers with weight. If you are already doing sets of 30, you're ready. Go for it.

Your muscular endurance will increase from doing heavy deadlifts. There's no real reason to be doing sets of 30 and 50 back extensions unless you're a competition rower or have some other application for back endurance outside of lifting. After all, won't he be better off when he has the capability to do 50 back extensions while holding a 45lb plate at his chest?
