Also, not a terrible liar. I do 115 mins of cardio on my cardio days with running @ 6-7 mph @ 1.5-2.5 incline, and elliptical @ 4-5 intensity Lifting days are low weight + cardio, lots of reps (i.e. 3x30, 4x25, etc.)
