Hey /fit/

I'm currently about 5'8-5'9, 210 lbs, I don't look monstrous but I should loose some weight. My hips are wide due to fat and my lower belly in hanging a bit. My midsection isn't fat though, I can feel my abs, which is weird. I also have fat thighs. What exercises should I do ?

Also, does it matter if I eat normally, like whatever is for supper ? Also, does loose skin become a problem ? Does it tighten up with exercise or do I have to wait ? Also, will stretch marks become more noticeable ? Since all the skin has tightened up and all.

If you have stretch marks, they should eventually fade to a light pink. They don't go away without some sort of treatment though. Loose skin does tighten up eventually, but it's only really a problem if you lose a lot of weight fast. So no, it shouldn't be a problem. As for eating, you should use more calories than you take in. Just keep that in mind.

Just got back from college, thanks alot for the tips man. I have a bench in my basement, and an elliptical trainer, never used them... I kinda feel guilty. Anyways, what exercises should I do and how often just to lose weight, I don't wanna have defined muscles or a six pack, or huge arms, I'm already very strong but I don't want to buff up.
