From the way you're talking I'm guessing that you're a girl....Or a very feminine guy...If you are a girl do not worry about gaining muscle. As a woman, you are unable to gain "manly" definition. Lifting weights is great for a woman's figure. Do cardio with squats, abs, and dumbbell workouts...all the shit you see everyone else doing. Also...The number one thing you can do to lose weight is simply lowering your caloric intake...Losing weight does not necessarily require exercise, although the healthiest way to go about it involves exercise.
