Sup /fit/I'm ~200 lbs and I haven't been doing sport for about 4 years now. Back then, I was like ~150lbs and had some muscles, but that's all gone. Same counts for my overall performance.My father bought a crosstrainer for me so I can lose some weight and gain some muscles, but after ~15 minutes, I'm totally done and can't go on.I really wanna lose weight and get back to where I've been some years ago, can /fit/ tell me how I should get started?Train multiple times per day for just a few minutes? (But afterwards I always sweat as hell and have to take a shower)Train for an hour but much less intensive?I also tried to change the food i eat, i used to eat lots of pizza and drink coke etc., now I'm drinking juice/water and eating healthy stuff. Is it really that bad to eat something with alot of calories 1-2 times per week? It really makes it easier to eat the healthy stuff the other 5-6 days a week :sThanks !
