Relax, its not bad to train when youre sore, its just a little more painful
waiting for it to go away without training will make it stay sore longer.
Train after one rest day and the soreness will be gone faster.
Its a fucking lie that its dangerous to train while youre sore.
After 36-48 hours the protein-synthesis (due to your training) in your muscles is down to almost nothing, so there wouldnt be any reason to wait longer. Its not gonna grow faster, only slower.
Training the same muscles does not inhibit growth, but it doesnt make you grow faster, it's just harder for your CNS, (central nervous system), and if you keep pushing your body hard you will go into overreaching (overreaching is where you arent setting new PR's and actually getting a little weaker), and if you push through overreaching for a long time you will get into over training, and that will probably make you sick and weak.
