@OP Look OP, just keep doing what you are doing, only a little bit more, maybe double your cardio, and do it multiple times a day, don't eat at night, you know the drill. Do not worry about bulking up in muscle that much right now, but do not stop the weight training.
Before you goto bed, not 30 minutes, not 15, but just before you lay down in bed to sleep, do a final 100 sit ups, will help the abs.
