Well I m a very very much a of a beginner, I stopped working out after grade school now I m 25 yers old. Up to now I was really living unfit. I eat just twice a day noon just a single loaf of bread and onyla realy meal at dinner. I m very slim and udnerweight and have little energy, I need around 9-10 hours of sleep just be able to get up. Also I drink exetreme amounts of tea with lotsa sugar becasue I hate coffee, I drink tea when I get up and when I eat and when I get heome when I get to bed, all the time.
