Ok, so I have a treadmill that never really gets much use. And I'm looking to get ripped. How many times per week should I run on it and for how long?

This is in addition to doing the Spartan Workout ever day.

Doing the same workout every day will just make you weak and fatigued all the time, especcially if you don't work up to it. Do HIIT on the treadmill, on days that you don't work out.

By spartan workout do you mean 25 pull ups -> 50 deadlifts etc etc...

Because if you do you should most definitely not do it every day. Do it 3 maybe 4 times a week... and run on your off days.

The distance/time are down to your personal fitness level, also as is common knowledge these days HIIT will be more effective if you are purely after Cardio gain.

Yeah, I would go for 3 times a week. Unless you're already in pretty amazing physical condition, you shouldn't be messing around with 50 straight deadlifts. Also, I could be wrong since it's a while since I read it, but you may be thinking of the Spartan 'Final Test' as the actual workout?
