is there anything i can do other than shrugs for my upper traps? preferably isolation or body weight - my weights aren't very heavy and my gym membership just expired, will update eventually.

grab a thereband and a broom stick. Tie either end of the band to either end of stick. Hold stick in front of you like deadlift with feet on theraband and do upright rows. It's amazing the things you can do with resistance bands. They're only like 20 bucks too.

Upright rows work lower and middle traps though, right?

IDK about the specfics but up right rows have done tremendous works for my traps over all. I've definatley added more mass to the entire upper area. Besides, stay away from isolation exercises and stick with compound exercises. Have you been doing heavy shrus with a bar or just dumbbells? It can make a big difference.
