Has /fit/ ever tried this?Thoughts? I did some parts(Abs,chest,back) of the program and it kicked my ass. I downloaded the whole program but i havent officially started it yet.I'm going to do the whole 3 month thing and see where it gets me.What do you think?In b4 you wouldnt download a car

Do it. Come up with a plan to record progress. Before and after pictures. Then share results with us.

I finished the program and went from 25% body fat to 14% and I am now 45 days into my second round with huge changes. Don't skip a day though, even do the stretch on the rest day.
