Hi /fit/. I'm a girl, 5'8 and 128 pounds. I'm not fat per se, I'm actually sort of thin, but I don't have a flat stomach and my ass is kind of saggy. I'd like to lose weight (a few inches) on my waist and stomach and firm up my ass, but I don't want to lose too much weight because I have a B cup and I don't want my tits to get any smaller. What exercises should I do to lose weight and gain muscle? I've already started eating lean meats and vegetables, cutting out sugar/fats etc.

Also, any ideas for exercises targeting the gluteal muscles in particular? ..Thanks. Pic sort of related.

if you want to tone up some simple exercise to do are 1) barbell curls- biceps 2) dumbell curls - biceps 3) overhead tricep extensions (use 1 dumbell) - triceps 4) tricep kick backs - triceps 5) barbell bench press- pectorals ( not really to great for girls to do because it makes ur boobs really muscular) 6) crunches, leglifts, dead man holds, russian twists, elbows and toes, bicycles, scissor kicks, ABC's, over and unders, weighted sit ups - abs 7) backsquat - thighs 8) hack squat- for legs 9) leg press - legs (more for men though, develops the "swoop" in your thighs, requires a machine) 10) leg extensions- calves (need machine) 11) leg curls- calves (reguires machine) 12) toe raisers- calves (you can do these on any staircase.

Since you can't target out fat to remove on your body, you'll have to reduce the fat ratio in your body, meaning your breasts will probably shrink.
For training your ass, use a pair of dumbbells or weights and try out some of these exercises.

for the exerises i mentioned in the 3rd post on here you definently need a gym membership or at least a weight room at your house to do most of them. and a good thing to remember while trying to get tone is the more muscle you have the more fat your body can burn. So, what that means is as you get stronger or more toned and gain more muscle mass you will be able to burn exponentially more fat, and lose more fat. but, dont get scared if you gain some weight after a while, because muscle weighs more than fat. So, you might end up more tone than you are now and weighing a lil more than you do now if you really get into working out.

Do pistols if you dont own a barbell. They are basically a 1 legged squat.
If you cant, start with just body weight SQUATZ. You have that, dont you?

There are tons of exercises that you can do with just body weight. I wouldnt worry about the tits, a firm, juicy booty is always > tits.

And poast pics. Anon must be kept abreast of your changes.

AND YOU CANT SPOT REDUCE. You could build muscle and help cover that, if anything.

honestly, just do the bodyweight squats, then transition to one-leg squats. then find something kinda heavy you can grip easily and do romanian deadlifts. they will do wonders for your butt and thighs and the stomach will follow.
