humm im starting to get moobs

im normally quite thin but lately putting on a few lol
I have very low energy levels and as such have been pretty down alot lately

whats a good excercise routine to:
a)build up energy levels
b)get body into an attractive shape
and
c)is efficient to do either in the morning or at night
