Well, I'm stuck in Japan and all they feed me here is tiny portions of food and then a shit ton of rice. So I'm not sure about the must eats anymore. The jump rope is bound to help! I started jump roping when I started boxing and lost like 15lbs while gaining lots of muscle definition in my abs, back, and shoulders. The weighted handles on a jump rope are the key, man! As far as food, just be sensible. I'm not a dietitian and everyone is bound to tell you different things.
