anyone experience headaches after working out? Today, i was out for an hour and a half when i got back to my apti did shower at the gym after being in the sauna, and then i had to walk back home in the cold, so maybe it was temp. related, but i dunno
from my experience, 90% of training related headaches is due to improper hydration. If you're already downing a good workout drink (not gatorade) then it could be stress induced. In that case, take a day or two off, get plenty of rest.
Are you hydrating or eating after you workout?
>>376671I normally haven't eaten maybe 4-5 hours before my workouts>>376673I drink water like mad afterwards, but normally never eat after. This was pretty quick-hitting though - like, 15 mins to get back, in apt, and bam
>>376689you need to drink before, during and after. and then after you should also be eating a small meal.
If it's really cold out where OP is at, and the apartment is pretty warm, or vice versa, then that could be an issue.I've heard of rapid temperature changes causing headaches, somebody correct me if I'm wrong?
>>376700sounds plausible. but i'd first try and fix the pre-peri-post workout hydration and see if it works. If not, then look to other factors.
