Hey /fit/

I'd like to know what to do to loose the fat in my chin, Under arms, and the in my upper/inner thighs.

No liposuction. :(

I'm a woman, so the anatomy is different.

(in b4 no women on internets)

You simpleton, there is no effective means with which to designate WHERE you lose fat from. Your body's systems are more complicated than you might think.

GIANT LAKE OF FAT, DRAINING LAKE DRAINS OUT ALL PARTS EQUALLY

Go jog for an hour every morning.

Cardio and toning, plus a healthy diet it's really that simple. I'm a chick too and all I did was an hour of cardio plus situps, pushup and squats and ate right and it was all gone.
We need a goddamn sticky for this.

Then after jogging, get some free weights and do bench presses, push-ups, and pull-ups.

I'm afraid of getting muscular from this.

I'm ~5*7 and have a lot on me.

Anything you can say to that?

Chicks don't get that muscular unless you start taking HGH. The most you'll get is the 'hot' muscular, not the 'butch' kind.

dont do the atkins only meat thing... its so unhealthy...
if You're running for an hour and then conditioning... you NEED carbs... just take in the right ones... and dont go overboeard... these things take time. If you stay with it however, your body will change.

Another anon interested. If I hate jogging, what's the next best exercise for inner thighs?

Are you sure? I think some of the fat would get stuck in dips and not make it to the drain evenly.

Jumping jacks or jump rope. They're not very similar to jogging. Though so you may just want to use a bike.

OP, all you are going to hear is that you can't target fat loss. That's because it is true. I'm female also and just have to lose weight and work out to gain some muscle until you have the desired figure. Losing weight alone will take care of your chins...but you may have to strengthen up your arm and leg muscles to make them look better.
I'm not very fat, but I have like NO muscles...this makes my under-arms and legs "squishy"...this is what I'm working on now.

I'm a woman, and I have the same fat areas (plus my belly but I am like 5'3 with 23-24% BF). I lost my chin and some arm fat by just burning more carbs than eating. Also lifting.
