Alright /fit/, I've decided that ever since I returned home that I'm going to drop from 220 to 180 pounds. I have a fairly easy time losing weight (Went from 280 to 220 to get into the military) but ever since I came home, I just need some motivation. Does anyone have pictures of before/after or progression pictures of people losing weight? I really need a few to get me back on track.

Oh yea, I'm also biking 3 hours a day in addition to trying to eat healthy; hence, picture related. Still need motivation though.

Look to me are an extension of the personality. I love going outdoors, walking and running in nature, basically doing things outside and enjoying life. I'm not one to sit inside and waste away on games and sedentary activities all day. So the people I meet that I like, really regardless of looks, I know I'll find them attractive because their personality is what I'm looking for. Can't really find a chunky person who loves taking long walks and playing paintball all the time. At least, it's a lot rarer.

Anyways, back on topic, i can safely say that it would be a complete fucking guess to try and find a motivational picture to help you or anyone else. perhaps you should venture off into the realms of google to search for that picture that magically makes you into the person you want to be. Motivation comes from within yourself. Exercise more and you'll see that it's not as bad as you think it is. Soon exercising will be a part of your daily schedule.

I'm sure Google's got some. I'll just look up some pictures of the before and afters of the weight loss show on NBC. I really like watching that; makes me feel better when I don't think I'm losing fast enough.

I start college in 4 months after all this time out of the military and I want to feel good when I go to class. Hopefully I'll lose enough in time.

I always like a partner with my weights and running. For biking I just throw on some headphones and bike for hours until I can't see the road anymore (night falls). But with the running and the weights I found it's best to have a workout partner.
