I was hoping someone could tell me which activity is more effective when trying to stay fit and keeping the weight off. Rollerblading, or Running?
I enjoy both, but if one is wasting my time, I'll focus on the other.

rollerblade for awhile until you start sweating and time it from when you started.

rest for the day

run for awhile until you start sweating and time it from when you started.

decide if you want to take the more effective route or the one you prefer.
