Healthy Breakfast Anonymous
Is a bowl of oatmeal every morning a healthy breakfast? and is it best to always eat breakfast?

when i was a kid, i used to stick dry oatmeal in my pocket, and when i went to school, i'd stuff it in my mouth and then go to the water fountain and fill my mouth with water.
then i'd go make retching noises and "throw up" in the trashcan.
worked every time. best thing to do is to get the ones with little "fruit" things in it.

Breakfast is always a must. If you are a fatty I would stay away from the carbs, but then again if you are a fatty you probably have bigger problems than oatmeal in the morning.

Raw oatmeal with milk + chocolate protein powder. Yum.

oh, and if you're going to actually eat the oatmeal, don't eat 3 pouches of the New 10g Fiber ones that quaker oats just put out.
i didn't realize i had just eaten 30g of fiber, and all day long...well, you get it.

question, iam trying to tone and slim down and have been doing a pretty intense workout 6 days a week, however i want to be very slender and lean...not bulky at all.... and for breakfast ive been adicted to brkfast wraps which is scrambled egg, bacon and cheese.... i realize thats a shitload of chorestoral and saturated fat but its also a good ammount of protein, i tried breakfasting on an apple and it didnt quite hold me over, will the breakfast wrap fuck trying to get all slender and lean up? iam not a too obbsessive with eating healthy though I have put some effort into eating less and healthier.
