if you actully watch that mr olympia jay cutler doesnt actually look black most of the time... he looks red. Its wierd looking because its a combination of the fake tan spray he uses, his real tan from laying out, and the oil they rub all over themselves to be shiny

If you aren't that big i wouldn't worry, it will take care of itself.

make sure your grip is even during barbell rows and pulldowns and shit, focus on firing the muscle, not simply pulling.

alternate your mixed grip on deadlifts evenly as well, this can effect it
