oh god /fit/ I think I ate too much for breakfast. this is what I ate:

bowl of Total with skim milk (did not drink remaining skim milk after cereal was done)
an egg with some flat bread
about 8 or so cruncy cheetos that were just laying around
10 calorie jell-o pack
a pickle

I think I ate about 330 calories right there. Is that too bad? I usually eat again at around 4:00 PM for a snack, and then dinner at some time around 7:00 PM.

I usually eat three, but I always wake up at like 11:00 PM to 12:00 PM on weekends, so I basically lose the morning meal.

i try to keep it under 200 calories a meal until dinner, but if you have a light lunch and don't snack too much you should be fine

Having meals with so little caloric intake is a good idea...but only if you're having around 5 or so meals a day.
