Ok, mis/fit/s. Got any tips for getting rid of love handles? Any good workouts that you've found helpful?

Yeah, from what I've heard your body will lose fat evenly, so you can really only do aerobic/endurance stuff that burns a lot of calories, like running. Diet would probably be more of a help than a specific workout. If your body consumes less calories, then it stands to reason it'd burn more of your reserves.

But I wouldn't dare.

4-5 times a week is maximum for me.
