I'm vegan and in the best shape of my life- but I'm also an R. Dietitian, so I know what I'm doing. Reducing your intake of meat and dairy can do wonders for your body. However, my experience is that people try to make vegetarianism and veganism sound nearly impossible because they don't have the guts to even try it. If you do not like soy milk, try rice milk, almond, or hemp. I would recommend hemp. Breakfast suggestions- I could give you many. "Light" breakfasts, however, I could only advise from a clinical view and not a personal one, as I eat more than anyone I know...and I'm a 110lb woman.
