Ok, so I'm female, 5'6 and 145 thanks to ye old freshman fifteen and my horrible foreign language minor. We have both a treadmill and a stationary bike at home, which one do you recommend me using? I prefer to use one of these machines and not go outside, as I use to do outdoor running and a guy tried to attack me one night .
biking is less stressfull on the knees.
