Mine fluctuates between 60 and 65. I literally never exercise, but I'm planning to start soon. My life consists entirely of going to university on a really messed up schedule, eating and studying. Last blood pressure reading was 112 over 71.

I'm mostly in good health just cause I eat a clean diet, but I'm grossly out of shape because I never exercise =/

54 right now. Last time I took it when I woke up it was between 42 and 48. Since I'm 250 lbs I thought that it might be bad but the doctor didn't say anything about it.

I just run around 2 miles a day and lift every other day.
