I have an extraordinarily high metabolism. I tried getting fat (weight gainers, videogames and fast food) one summer and never broke 155. My current caloric intake is between 2500-3500 daily.
So I figured I'd put it to good use and start training. I'm going to ramp up the intensity once I have more endurance and go for Capoeira and le Parkour. My eventual goal is to go flying across rooftops and parks in the Eastern Block in a couple of years.
