Well, push ups on knuckles are good for training the muscles that stabilize your wrist, so that's an idea. Another thing you can do is stretch your fingers as far from each other as they can get, then bend your wrist as far backwards as possible, you should feel the muscles tightening when done right. Then you can bend your wrist the other way, and close your fist as hard as you can, you should feel that as well. This is actually quite good for most people, since these are muscles you don't normally train.
