i'm going for a little bigger/more toned. i'm a small guy. 5'7" 128 lbs. I want more muscle mass, but i want to keep it defined. He's 6'3" 180 lb and is trying for the same thing. i do more weight with less reps (3 sets of 8-10 reps) while he does more reps with less weight (5 sets of 20-25 reps).
