Go to the gym 3 days a week for 90 minutes. It's not that fucking hard. I go to UC Berkeley, and am assigned ~500 pages of reading, and mountains of statistics problem sets a week, not to mention how much writing is asked of me. I usually wake up at 7am, and get to the gym at 7:30 and workout until 9. You can easily fit this into your schedule.
