Dear /fit/, I'm sure you get posts like this all the time, but oh well.

I'm a lazy fuck, and I'm sick of it. Problem is, I get sick of being a lazy fuck, work out for every day for about a week, and then stop. I want to just start jogging every day for, along with a couple of crunches and push ups, so nothing major... Does /fit/ have any tips on how to motivate myself to work out every day, preferably as soon as I wake up?

hey OP im the first response but i agree with this poster... it was a little tough at the start but now my 3 bike sessions, 3 running sessions and 1 swimming session are built into my schedule and I actually move other things around to fit around my exercise.

Also I don't know if you eat healthy already or yet but after a few weeks my mind is used to eating only healthy foods now... like exclusively.

What I did, was take a picture of my fat self naked. That was all the motivation I needed.

I like to hide coins under my rolls of fat.

Some times a cookie for a snack later.

You know I used to kid myself thinking I couldnt workout everyday (you need rest and bullshit like that), i couldnt workout until 2 hours after a meal and so on.. It was not until after I started working out every day no matter what that i started to see real results.

you're doing the wrong shit
you're torturing yourself with high reps

find the heaviest shit you can lift, and if you can lift it more than 5 times, you're not lifting heavy enough

working out really only takes 20 minutes a day and feels awesome so wtf no motivation required brah

actually you should be trying to get closer to 8-10 reps. But less is still ok.
