Hey /fit/, Im thinking of starting some HIIT... but I have some questions to ask first, and /fit/ is always the best place to go. So I was wondering about things like time intervals, some say 30/30 some say 60/30 etc etc, also wondering how long a HIIT session should last, and the times before/after doing HIIT that its best to eat, thanks /fit/

it depends on your fitness level before you start on it. For the first session i would suggest 20 10-20 of 30/30 and work the time period up and work the 30/30 to 60/30 when youre able.

Hey, search for "tabata intervals" - that's supposedly the best.
20 seconds on, 10 off. Repeat 8 times. Done.
