/fit/, since about 3 weeks ago, I've been having indigestion problems. I have been taking whey protein, but stopping intake does nothing. The indigestion occurs about 3 hours before I go to bed and continues until I do. It isn't there in the morning. I've noticed having a bowel movement causes the pain to stop.Are there any methods to causing a bowel movement in a short amount of time? I'm thinking about implementing a fiber supplement into my diet, but right now, I have none available.
