Just got membership to a 24/7 fitness place because I like using equipment and can't afford my own. Really enjoying it because I work late, so I can go after work, and there's nobody there. Absolutely nobody.But I raged, because after looking at all the machines, I realized that none of them exercise your forearms (almost called them forceps). What does /fit/ do to work out the forearms?
Deadlifts
Wrist curls if you really need to isolate them, otherwise most other exercises work your forearms.
Tie a rope to a broomstick, tie a weight to the other end of the rope and then wind it in and out. Repeat till you can't go on.Fill a bucket with rice or sand. Put hand in bucket. Move your fingers around for a while.
