Hi /fit/,
I was out of shape, now I am better. I am a runfag but I want to get back to swimming. I ran half a marathon end of august. Went from 190 to 145 5'10". So endurance is ok. I luv to swim in a pool of pussy juice. What kind of workout is beneficial in the water juice of standard swimming pool ?
