Massive weight loss, muscle built, you know the drill.

There is sagging skin there, /fit/. Lots of it. That's a fact. However, how much do you consider is sagging skin/how much is fat? I know it's not much. You can see my fucking ribs ffs. I'll post more pics so you can have a better view of things.

I have before pics, they're all clothed though, as I had resigned to be fat the rest of my life. I'll get them.

I went atkins. Lost 72 pounds, gained around 22 back. Managed to stop further weight gain with heavy exercising, cardio, and a great diet.

concentrate on a mix of HIIT cardio and compound weight lifting centered on exercises like deadlift and squat. Emphasis on the cardio though, you don't need to put on too much muscle, once you ditch all that fat you'll be amazed at how much you already had.

My routine now is
Monday: chest-triceps (english isn't my native language, I'm not sure of the names of the exercises)
Tuesday: shoulders
Wednesday: legs/forearms (my forearms are skinny as shit)
Thursday: back/biceps
Friday: pull-ups/cardio

I do Pull ups and cardio every day. 3x10 pull ups and 20 to 30 mins cardio, depending on my time availability.
Diet: 1 bowl of cereal with 1,6%fat milk(breakfast)-2 hard boiled eggs(10-ish)-meat (be it chicken/bovine.no fat) with carbs (varying a lot)-15:00 fruit-18:00 fruit-20:00 100grs chicken breast- dinner(22:00-ish) meat(whichever I didn't have at lunch) with lettuce, carrot, and onion salad. amidoinitrite? I'm also taking Ripped max since monday with my lunch.

also, before pic. this was around a year and a half ago. I lost 60 ish pounds on atkins in 4 months. It was horrible.

That's mostly fat. I've been in the same boat, that damned middle ground between chubby and skinny. Keep doing cardio and eating right. Also, buy some new pants or sag those a little... damn.

I wouldn't suggest any bulking products like muscle milk while you've still got fat to lose. Those are for skinny kids that need something to substitute for muscle as a source of protein so they can get lean mass. If you do it while you've got an alternative like body fat, it'll just go straight to your abdominal region.

I just started SQUATZ because of all the hype it got around here. I can't do shit though. My legs are still too weak and fat. Most I've tried is like.. 80 lbs. or so. I know I can do much more than that though, just couldn't try yet because I fell and messed up both of my knees.
Max bench is 200ish.
I haven't started deadlifting yet. My forearms are weak and I have a minor wrist injury and I don't want it to get any worse. For when I do start(I plan on doing that soon):how many sets/reps? For squatz too please, as I'm still a newfag to them.

My max on squats was 300 if I remember correctly but then I messed up one of my knees by showing off and doing that 3 times (3x300). Anyways, I also ran a lot so that could have helped me with the squats. What I did usually was 20-30 repetitions on a specific weight where I knew I could not do more 30 reps. Everytime I passes that 30 mark I would increase the weight by a bit. I've found that it is better to start off hard (but not hard enough that you injure yourself) and then keep adding more rather than starting off easy and increasing it. I think for the 30 reps I squated about 130-140 lbs before the leg injury.

Cont. I forgot to mention that I usually did squats on Saturdays and some Sundays but any 2 times a week with AT MOST 1 day in between (you don't want to wait too long or you lose what you gained the previous day) will work.

Just remember, it will take at least 3 weeks before you start seeing any results (meaning you feel stronger, not necessarily look stronger) so keep working at it.

I know the feeling OP. But you're capable of getting rid of the soft belly. Just do lots of cardio, along with the weight lifting. I have the same body type as you, and my skin is really soft.. I even have stretch marks on the stomach / hips / love handles. Obviously I still have some work to do, but the skin is slowly starting to tighten up the harder I work at it (my heaviest was 280).
