Should I do push ups, yes or no?

I've been in a routine with free weights...

70 pound Curls 8,8,10
40 pound Flies 8,8,10
20 pound Anterior Dumbbell Raise 8,8,10
Push ups 30,30,40
10 pound wrist rollers 3,3,4
70 pound military press 8,8,10
70 pound bench press 20,20,25
70 pound tricep curl 8,8,10

Question is should I be including those push-ups in? I'm doing this to build upper body muscle, but I'm thinking the push-ups won't harm me. They just tire me out and take a little longer so I may cut them out.

Dumbell LOL Hence why everything is 70 or 40...I only have a 20 pound dumbell and a 35 pound dumbell...Then I just use my wrist roller for my delt workout cause I just started working my delts so I have to use only 10 lbs each side.

I've been trying to get more proteins but I don't buy my own food because I'm 18 and my parents still do, therefore, I will save my money so I don't have to. Instead, I just eat their food which is usually pretty healthy but not food that I would buy if I wanted to bulk. I still try to eat 2500+ calories a day.

you should add dips and pull/chin ups. those are two great body weight exercises. goblet squats would also be worth looking into.

as far as food, since you dont have to buy anything, maybe get some whey and mix it with whole milk.

Ab Ripper X...part of the P90x series. However it's probably partly genetics...or just a long line of working out...

I remember being around 10 and doing these "8 Minute Ab" videos with my sister...we were just kids messing around but I was also active in football and wrestling...almost a whole year of sports. (Jan-June; July-November) Plus with wrestling, I would "cut weight" which probably stunted my growth, but also kept my body fat pretty low...And I've just maintained that low body fat all my life (granted, it's only been 5 months since I last wrestled...)

Don't be discouraged though...If you keep a good diet and consistently workout (Ab Ripper X gives me a tough workout) they'll start to show....and it'll be worth it.

Yeah, I'm sure I just need to work out more, I'm not worried about genetics, I've got a killer metabolism, I can eat about 3000 calories a day easily and gain no weight while being inactive. Now I'm super active and eat less then that, but I was just curious as to tips about improving my ab routine, because basically now it's just static holds and fuck tons of sit ups with weights on my chest, which seem to do little.

Recently, it's been 2.5 miles at most...I run everyday I workout. So 3-4 days a week. Tonight I only ran 1.5 miles but that's mainly because I didn't really feel like running and I started my workout at about 8:30 so it was pretty dark. It feels weird to run in the dark. A dog bark and I jumped and someone driving by shined a laser pen at the ground by me and kind of startled me.

During wrestling though, on days I didn't have practice I would run up to 6 miles in a day. I'd like to get closer to that, but I get bored while running because my ipod broke and I am not as conditioned as I was during wrestling.
