alright, /fit/... I've come across a bit of a problem.

so I decided to give a low-carb diet a shot... I'll be heading to the supermarket to get myself some good stuff... thing is, what about when I go out with people or get invited to eat? sometimes it's really hard what to pick from a menu. not everyone offers caesar salads. what would you guys recommend?

on a side note, are wraps low-carb friendly?

pic unrelated.

No to wraps, look for stuff with potassium in it because you're going to inevitibly get a lot of sodium, coconut oil if you can find it, pork has a lot of good fats in it, chikkn, liver, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes (decent source of potassium btw), celery, cabbage, polluck.

For eating out, well, I got fucked on that a lot, too. Usually you can get fish, steak, chicken, etc.

Also, get yourself some keto stix so you can verify that you're doin it rite

Get some huge-ass lettuce leafs and make lettuce wraps, then you won't have to worry it at all.

oh wait, when I said no to wraps I was thinking of those tortilla wraps some places have. The lettuce ones are ok, I suppose
