Background: 6'2" or 3", 200lbs, average muscles, slightly above average fat i'm guessing. Eats about 1500-2000 calories a day, but isn't hungry all day or anything (suspecting a slow metabolism). Currently does 150 pushups 3 times a week or so and jumping jacks every once and a while (about 500 - 1500 in a day)

Anyway, i'm looking to lose some weight, and also gain some muscle in the chest/abs. I have no idea how much weight i want to lose as i can't really judge imperial pounds (canuck) or kilos (because nobody else uses them).

What would be the best way to acheive this? I have no equipment except for some dumbells from 10lbs to 30lbs and no means to go to the gym regularily.

Pic unrelated.

Cardio & lifting, eat high protein & good fats, cap carbs, cut out sugar, alcohol etc..

i forgot to mention that i was looking into HIIT and was thinking i could do it with jumping jacks, with 30 second sprints and 180 seconds rest, but i don't know whether you're supposed to rest (like sit down) or just continue but not sprinting. I did a couple of those workouts with about 6 sprints and fully resting in a chair, and it seemed to easy.
