This cereal is considered nutritious because of the amount of added vitamins too it. They don't occur naturally so it is like a fuax health food. I would skip it because it it quickly digested and will leave you hungry. Go for protein and some oatmeal for breakfast. Instead of buying food with added nutrients just spend the extra money and take a good multivitamin with your breakfast it will make your meal just as nutritious but will sustain you longer so you don't crave more or binge later! Also, try adding a fat supplement with your regular vitamin to increase absorption like fish oil!!!
