Is it important to let your muscles rest 48 hours if you've just been lifting with light weights?I was using some 10lb dumbbells yesterday, but I'm pretty weak so they're what I felt comfortable using. I'd like to use them today, but I'm not sure if I need to rest today or not.

Some people do muscle workout every two days- some just every other. It might depend on how soon you wanna be RIPPED.
