I do it every day. Will I see better results without taking rest days? In the video, he goes through all the stuff like "Don't do this everyday".
But I want to have xbox hueg abs.

Also, I do an hour of (pretty intense biking) cardio a day. Is this alright?

Anything in specific I should change?

You may be overtraining

the biking daily is alright. The abs I would do them one day on one day off routine. overtraining does nothing, and is probably worse then not doing anything at all.

training is all about stimulating muscle. the actual process of workout out doesn't do shit to the size of your muscle or its strength (except in the case of pumps, but that's just a temporary increase in size, it means nothing.) training causes microtrauma to your muscles, higher levels of cortisol, and increased catabolism (as opposed to anabolism, building muscle.) all increases in size and strength occurs on rest days. resting is just as important as training, period.

No. Being smart about your training will inevitably give you better results. It's fine to train your core consecutively, but doing the exact same exercise/motion without the requisite rest period is going to produce inferior results.

So is it cool if I do cardio daily, and on and off days of abs/chest/arms?

I'd probably do the abs, chest, and arms all in one day, then rest the next day, etc.
