None. I find it too distracting. I'd rather fiddle with the play/skip buttons and then concentrate on recruiting more muscle fibers to contract more. my iPod is unloved.

I used to be into metal and rock, then I transitioned to punk, now I'm a big indiefag. I've always enjoyed slower relaxing music while working out.

I used to be a big punk-elitist.

Speaking of GSP, I was a big GSP hater, mainly because of his fans (particularly the Canadian ones, ugh worse than WWE or TUF fans, but I want get into that.. also, him destroying my hero Hughes didnt help)

But his fight against Jon Fitch won me over, then the day after UFC 87 I was hanging out at an amusement park in MN and guess who I met? None other than GSP, very nice guy, he wasn't with many people so he asked me to hang out with him. Even though we only hung out for a few hours, I feel like i've known him for years. GSP made a new life-long fan that weekend.

I've always liked Rammstein. For me its the perfect workout music. The vocals are ok, although I have no idea what hes saying. But I really like music. Mein Hertz Brennt, Links 234, Feuer Frei, Ich Will.

Anyone know of similar bands? (music, the language of the vocals doesn't matter)

depends...for lifting, i like mainly alternative...for conditioning I like rap...and for sparring I like techno.

Congratulations, you are all uninteresting, completely average idiots.

What would your optimal soundtrack for working out be? You'ld want it to start out kinda slow for your warm-up. Then while lifting maintain a steady yet brisk pace. Then, for cardio, something with a very intense pace. Then it would slow down again for the cool-down.
