So /fit/Back in early June I weighed about 210 pounds and was a miserable fatass. Over the summer I went on a diet and started exercise and cardio, and as of right now, I'm at about 175-165 pounds.I feel great, I really do. Problem is, I seriously need to bulk up.I've been doing 10 sets of 20 "Captain Chairs" for my abs, 10 sets of 20 SQUATZ, and 10 sets of 10 pushups.My abs/stomach have toned up and has actually hardened (feels fucking great), and my thighs as well as chest is finally starting to develop. Feels awesome /fit/thing is, where do I go from here?I'm a poor college kid that can't afford gym membership or decent weights (I have a single 25 pound dumbbell), so it'll have to be something without weights.
