When ever I lift weights I shake uncontrollably. Is this normal or will it go away as I continue to lift?
lol. youre over-doing it. lift lighter weights.
Or his body is just getting used to the movements.I used to shake even when I had really light weights because the whole weight lifting thing was new to me.
I dont think I am it also happens when I do planks. I can do tons of reps so I dont think its to much.

Shaking is OK if you're new. It will go away with time

Maybe your nerves are a little fucked. Try more Calcium and Magnesium and if it never goes away ask a doctor. Or a trainer, if you're sure they know stuff.

shaking is because you're not use to the weights or exercise yet. or some of your support muscle aint as developed as the main target muscle. just keep working out and you'll get use to it
