My split:Monday, BackTuesday, ChestWednesday, LegsThursday, ShouldersFriday, Biceps and TricepsIt's working very well for me so far. But where is the best place to fit in deadlifts?I think Monday is out, because that would be a LOT of stress on the lower back since I make it a point to do bent rows.Wednesday is also out -- again, too much stress on the back and core all at once.I'm thinking Thursday I might throw in some clean+jerks.So that leaves Tuesday (chest day) or Friday (arm day).Opinions?
