You need to get more intense, instead of regular cardio do interval training, or do burpees with a pushup at the bottom, 5 sets of 20 as fast as you can maintaining form. Jump rope.
Do a big 55 workout, pick 5 exercises and go from one to the other with no rest other than the time it takes to switch exercises, starting at 10 reps then 9, 8, etc down to 1. Like military press, squatz, pullups, deads, and bench. Any 5 exercises are okay just try to get the whole body in. Time yourself.
Do pyramid sets of pullups and pushups, going from 1 rep to 10 then back down to 1, alternating between the two with no rest.
Do 300 reps with no rest switching exercises every 10 - 25 reps. You'll look like a Spartan in 4 months if you do this. And juice.
Eat really clean and every 2 hours, oatmeal, eggs, fish, chicken, turkey, salad, almonds, milk. No cheese no flour no sugar no alcohol, your dessert every night should be fresh fruit with plain yoghurt. Never go over 2k calories a day, but take a cheat day once a week to keep your metabolism guessing.
You'll be ripped to shreds in no time.
