Well recently i stopped eating fast food, drinking all soda/juice. I eat nothing but fruits & chicken and my lunch usually consists of a bowl of pasta. I work out about 4-5 times a week.I have seen some results on the scale(15 pounds in 2 weeks), but not really in body shape.I still look like a fat arse.And i don't know if its just me, but when im even eating healthy, i still manage to stuff my face with food. Like today i fucking ate a whole wheat chicken wrap like 15 brocooli head things and like 5 brusselsprouts.How can i fucking stop myself from over eating, even though its healthy ass shit?pick unrelated, only picture on my computer.

Eat slow, not in front of the computer or television, and EAT SLOW. Once you have the first feeling of fullness, stop!

You probably lost like 2 lbs of body fat, the rest is probably water weight. You can lose a maximum of 2 lbs of body fat per week, and I'm assuming you're not doing it perfectly.
