Try less fruit, no fast food. Fair bit of natural sugar in fruit, also, fast/fried food you want to cut out totally. Once you're off the stuff for a month or so, you wont even want too eat it.
You probably wanna do some cardio too, I recommend getitng a cheap stationary bike, then parking it infront of the TV / Computer, and doing 20-30 mins 3-4 times a week.
