Hey I'm a total fat ass but getting better, I went for the first time to the gym with a friend of mine on Saturday. Where I realized I lost 4kgs since last month. :) Anyway, we mostly did upper arm exercises and I ended up with complete muscular failure. I could barely pull up my pants after showering. Now seeing as I'm a weak pussy I expected some massive soreness the day after, but the thing is my right arm is better, but I cant extend my left one without immense pain.

So, should I stop being a pussy or go see a doctor?

That happened to me before, where one side was fine but another side was still sore. Try to move it around and when you can extend it fully, do some stretches.
