i decided to try and do something about my fat and I have a few questions.
First off, I've read the 10 pages here and 7chan's faq
Male, 20, ~6', ~300 (i have dense bones so I may only look ~270, but whatever)
man tits, 42 pants, one arm with Erb's Palsey
i have access to the world (a track is close by), elliptical, treadmill, small free weights, and a POS machine thing
i'm justing looking at cardio

1)what the hell is the proper stance for the elliptical? do i try to keep my ass in one place?
I wasn't able to speed up when i did the natural feeling bouncing motion (possibly due to the thing set at resistance of 8 that i didn't notice)

2)i know HIIT is the way to go, but after 10 min of the 8 resistance i couldn't speed up much or for very long (i did last the 20 min that the FAQ said)
is it cool to just do basic cardio until i can do HIIT with 20 min? or should i lessen the time to do HIIT?

3)how do you do HIIT with a treadmill? after a while i'd like to run, i like it more than the elliptical. i can understand, but it seems like a lot of dead time between the sprinting periods

food goes 4 or 5 small meals, morning whole grains, and meat or fruit/veggies for rest?
i hate oatmeal, cereal, et cetera
what's a good breakfast food? can i make some small amount of rice?

i didn't mean that as an excuse, i've had broken bones that couldn't be seen with an x-ray, it's something genetic i'm told
i'm fat, i know that
