Trouble with 20 BW squats? Get up tomorrow in the morning.
do 12*10 BW squats today, rest for a day, then try to do 10*12, rest, then 8*15, rest, 7*20, rest, 6*30, rest, 5*40, rest, 5*50, 5*60, 2day rest. Then try count your maximum. If you did it correctly, you should be capable of doing 100 BW squats without too much effort.
