its been a couple of months since wrestling season has ended. ive been weight training in order to build muscle and get stronger, i know im building muscle, but am i gaining fat too?
Yes, that's how it works. It's nearly impossible to put do a "clean" bulk without chemical enhancement.
fat gain will happen when bulking, dont let it get out of control.are you stronger? then you are doing a good job

Op here,I have gotten stronger, from 165 to 185 bench and from 245 to 270 squat so far.
