i am afraid that i have bulked up meaning i have gained some great quantities of muscle, but still am slightly pudgy. i know that if i run on an empty stomach all its going to do is eat up my protein and make me less massive. so i propose how do i loose the fat without jeopardizing my muscles.

Right now i am follow the US Army physical fitness routine which has me running 2 miles 5 days a week at 8:30 a mile about half hour after eating oatz and a little bit of honey, and followed up with some water (or muscle milk if i lifted that same session). three days mon thurs and sat are lifting days evenly split up where in which i eat 2 cans of tuna with vinegar, a romaine lettuce green bell peper and cucumber salad.

so help me loose fat without loosing muscle!

you better work up those mileages. 2 miles aint shit. Dont worry about trying to run it fast. Try to increase your mileage at a comfortable pace. If you tire yourself out early in the run , you wont be able to run far. work up a mile every two weeks and dont stop at 2 miles.

Another important thing. If you're incorporating frequent and heavy workouts, you better eat more than some veggies. Thats why bootcamp works. When I went there, we were doing some kind of physical activities all the time and come meal time i'd pig the fuck out because I needed the energy. Fuck the salad man. I gained 15 pounds of muscle weight and looked thinner than ever. This ofcourse takes some time, so don't be dismayed if you dont see results right away. It's about changing your lifestyle, not some instant results.

Sit-ups, btw, dont do shit for you. Do crunches instead.
