Hey /fit/, newb here who popped on over from /cgl/.

I have a convention to go to in about a month and the character I'll be cosplaying as is rather fit and muscular. I am pretty petit build (5'4, 113lbs) and not too muscular.

What is a good regime to build up bulk/muscle? I understand I won't get extremely fast results, but at least some defined muscle instead of none would be desirable.

A month is not enough time to build the results that you want.

Take some kind of a supplement and MAYBE you'll get some of the definition you are hoping for. Maybe.

As everyone has said a month will be nowhere near enough. If you had asked 5-6 months ago it would have been possible.

(for warning this avice is only for OP cosplay needs)

ya, first off eat healthy, white meat, whole grain wheat. frutes and vegs.
(chicken, fish, turkey)
(brown rice, wheat bread and pasta)
you must eat (more) then u normally do to gain weight. 2000+ cals
-avoid cardo for now. (no running)
-avoid candy and soda and most fast foods.
work out everyother day.
concentrate on the arms, shoulder bi and tri. and the chest. since everything else will be covered by cloths.
if u don't have weights, or a club membership. do pushups and pullups, find things to curl, dips, lift stuff above your head.

since your 114lbs this is probably your first time working out, so your vergin muscles will grow pretty quick if your eating enought. i say workout 15min in the morning and then 15 mins at night and increase it by 5min every week, this will hopefully avoid your muscles from aching... witch will happen.

eating right is 60% of the battle. 30% is lifting heavy and 10% is rest.
