sup /fit/?I'm on a 12 week work out that requires 7 days a week cardio, 3 days of split weights. I stand 6'4, started out at about 268lbs, 20% body fat, maybe. After 8 weeks, down to 246lbs, not too great but whatever.I've got 4 weeks left on this 12 week work out. After the 12 weeks, should I increase to a 4 day split? Anything that burns more fat will help tremendously.Also, if you have a program that I could follow, like another week by week program, that'd be great.
