hello /fit/, i've been working out for 3.5 months now, 4 days a week, 2 hours a day. also, i'm on diet and lost 26.4 lbs up to now. i'm 184 lbs now.i'm thinking of getting multivitamins and mayyyybe some extra protein other than cheese and eggs. any advices? pic related.
I personally enjoy protein shakes. you know, the powder shit you mix in water or milk i guess. Chicken is also a low(er) in fat, high in protein option.Another option is getting your boyfriend to drop a few loads in your mouth.
