Noob here. I want to gain about about 25-30 pounds and cut about 10 pounds after.Got a few questions.1) Which weight gainer would you guys recommend? Or are they all pretty much the same shit?2) Should weight gainers be used instead of whey protein, or along with?3) Do I need to alter my diet? Since the weight gainers provide enough calories, do I still need to do the 6 meal a day?Provide input on anything I could be missing.
