I'm going to be in my neighborhood, so if I need food I have cashews and steak at my disposal. After I'm done I'm gonna drink a shit-ton of protein shake.

I've been progressively working up to this the past few weeks, clocking anywhere from 2-4 hours on the bike a day. I didn't bike today, I'm letting my muscles stock glycogen and such.
No excuses, No magic bullets, Just hard work.
