Okay
so i went through all the pages
and my question never really came up

I'm in decent shape, i have a pretty fast metabolism, and i've managed to coast through life without ever having to really work out in order to stay in shape

recently i've been gaining a few pounds here and there, nothing too bad but i've joined a gym and been going regularly

unfortunately i can't always find time for the gym so i was hoping maybe you guys could post an actual diet program i could go on if i wanted to be able to keep my weight kinda regular between gym visits

you'll probably just palmforehead but an actual list of foods would make it far easier for me when i go shopping, as opposed to a "HIGH PROTEIN LOW CARB answer"

im not a heavy lourde but anything that helped you keep the weight off would help

THURR WE GO THAS WHAT ANON WAS WAITING FOR!

7:30 Breakfast - Oatmeal
9:30 Snack - 2 Cans of Tuna
12:00 Lunch - Boiled, skinless chicken salad with 2 fruits (usually peaches and plums for me)
3:00 Snack - 2 Cans of TYSONS CANNED CHICKEN
5:30 Dinner - 2 pieces of salmon, light salt.

No eating after 7, drinking water throughout the day, snacking on nuts occasionally but I've cut that out the past week.
