I am unaware, perhaps flexing your foot, up and then down... that feels about right...

the best i can get is kinda pulling my foot to the side...not relief!

Will it just stop the more i jog and sutff...as it gets stronger?

What? :S... Ok... I don't know what you think I meant...

If you were doing a calf exercise... you would go UP onto your toes... do that... you should feel it right above the ankle... at least I does... then do it opposite... feel it slightly above where you felt it the last time

sup, there's a pretty easy stretch you can do, you need steps or stairs or a ledge somewhere, put your weight on one foot, and flex the other foot down until you feel the stretch in your shin

I got me some real bad shinsplints... I think...

But my brother kicked me in the leg once... and it left a good inch deep gouge in my bone...

I haven't ran in a while...(elliptical so I can be healsed) so I don't know if shit will still bother me.
