Hey /fit/I work out everyday via martial arts classes. I do judo, tae kwon do, and hapkido. I also lift. But im not quite sure how to do cardio because i get really bad asthma. I can only run for a few minutes before it sets in really bad. Any advice?pic unrelated

See a doctor, get it properly diagnosed, and work out a proper treatment. When I finally got treatment for my asthma, I went from running a 5k in about 19 minutes to under 17 minutes in eight weeks. Definitely worth it.
