hey /fit/ i went out running on wednesday and pulled a muscle in my leg. it's still pulled as of now. what should i do to treat it? i gotta have it back at normal till monday.pic unrelated.
Rest until it feels better.Next time do a short warmup and stretch before you run.

Ice/put a heat pack on it? Maybe (big maybe) try stretching it?
