I've been doing stronglifts for 3 weeks now, and its going great. I'm almost squatting 1x my weight (I've never done squats before in my life). Anyway--I just started taking a wildland fire class and we are going to have a half hour of pretty high intensity physical training 2-3x a week, on the same days as my stronglifts days. Is this is any way going to over train me? Should I stick with stronglifts? Also--I'm trying to gain weight so i'm eating a ton (4-5 meals a day, lots of whole milk, etc.), is the P/T going to severely fuck up my ability to gain weight?tldrwill moderate high intensity workouts (30 min 2-3x a week) and stronglifts lead to overtraining?
