Alright /ck/, I need your help. I lost weight the stupid and lazy way. In six months, I shed 100 pounds, and now I find that I have a bit of stretched, loose skin on my abdomen. Don't need a lecture, thanks; I know I should have lost weight properly.My question is: Is there any way I can reduce the amount of sag? I've been exercising consistently for about a week; mainly strength training, but with a bit of cardio.Is there anything else I can do?

to OP, you're pretty much right on... wait for skin to tighten and make muscles bigger to take up some of the slack...
