Over the past few months I've gained 20 pounds (was 165, now 185, I'm only 5'7" male) and I was wondering what's the most efficient way to excersize as to lose fat, not necessarily for the goal of becoming ripped. Weighing less isn't exactly the goal, it's more so to be slim, but weight loss is important.

Ordinary day to day exercise, like walking more. If you have around 40 minutes to work, walk instead of taking the bus or car etc etc.

I had nearly the same problem. I was 5'7" and weighed around 170. I noticed my stomach was getting big, went from 30 waist to 34.
I cut out cheese from my diet. And started eating more fruits and veggies.

Started a workout regimen. Chest/Tris, Back/biceps.
Abdominals everyday! It works.

Now I'm around 156 and feel alot better. I think the biggest thing was cutting out cheese. You simply don't need it. Start getting your calcium from other places, OJ with Calcium, multivitamins etc.

good luck

This mans right, cutting cheese does wonders.

Also start drinking green tea. It helps in the oxidation of fat.

OP here

I'll cut the cheese, and change my tea to green tea. I may be able to get a couple walks in a week, but I'm usually pretty tight on time.
What are so excersizes(pref. high intensity) that will help make up for my lost time.

Or meth.
