Hey /fit/

I've been running for the past week and half for 30mins, 3-4 days a week. Just up until last week I started to get these pains in my abdominal area, mostly on my right side.I need to stop and wait for it to subdue before I can running again. Although, even when I walk fast I can feel it starting up so I need slow down.

Is there something wrong with me ?


Side info : I'm about 5'8 177lbs. 26% body fat. I'm trying to get down to 150 and build some muscle at the same time.

This happens to me, it sucks. I deal with it. Happens less often now. As I get in better shape it gets better. OP fag needs to deal with it and stop letting his titties flap in the wind.
