It's like anything else, sometimes you're just not made for it. You can study as hard as a Harvard Law student but you might never be as smart as them . You can practice music for 12 hours a day but you might never have the ear or sensitivity to music that Yo Yo Ma has.
Really examine yourself and see if you're body is capable of carrying on with this type of shit man, if not, then just take it easy and go lighter and change up your routine.
