I want to know what kind of work out routine should I do to mainly target (belly) fat for now. Other exercises I have been doing has been trimming my legs or other random body parts or building muscle beneath the fat to make me look fatter.

Excuse me, my good sir, but I would like to inform you that there is, in fact, no such thing as spot reduction. This means that it is impossible to target the fat on one specific part of your body. If you would like to see the fat on your belly go away, you should go about this by reducing your bodyfat percentage instead. Good day to you!

Right now all I mainly do is run but because of my medicine also my heart rate gets high if I push myself even a TINY bit. So I could go from 132 bpm to 150-160bpm pretty quick. Sooo Im not sure if I should just go for a more intense/shorter workout or just go a quick stroll pace for a long time...?
