Hey /fit/fags ive been working out very hard lately and for the past month i have lost about 8 pounds. thats great you must say, but unfortunalty i have lost 6 of those in this past week? Is this ok, i eat 1 medium meal, a nd 1-2 snacks a day, which turns out to be around 1500 a day, then i do cardio for 30-60 mins, then lift and work upper body for another 30. Is my body going to be ok with losing 6 pounds a week, i was 166 last sunday and i and 160 today.

i meant snacks as in apples and other fruits. i had already dropped alot from the begining of when i started working out, so how can the i lose around 10 pounds from water weight.?

another thing, can you lose weight and then eventually build up to get a more slick body or is the only way to build up then lose wieght

You need to eat more. More calories, and more meals a day. You almost certainly lost a lot of muscle through your very low calorie diet and rapid weight loss. And you need to work your lower body too, not just upper.
