Sup /fit/

After I workout I do a bit of cardio, either 25 minutes of moderate pace cycling, or 10 minutes of HIIT (plus 10 minutes of extra moderate cycling).

1. Is that a good idea?

Secondly, I don't have a post-workout shake. Instead after 45mins-1 hour I have dinner. Either grilled chicken burger or a tuna salad sandwich. With some skim milk (80 calories with 9g of protein) too.

I don't have a blender nor fridge for the shake and all of my food is from on-campus cafeterias.

2. Is what I'm doing okay? Or do I need to have a post workout shake if I want to get stronger? (Just finished Week 1 of stronglifts)

Pic possibly related.

You should really be having something, like a protein shake, within like 15 minutes of your workout.

Having the meal fairly soon afterwords is also good, but you should be eating something almost immediately after working out.
