Good morning, /fit/

I'm a bit of a trap, and I'm looking to improve my health/strength etc. Problem is, I don't want to end up looking too much more...well...masculine from it. Is running a decent enough all-rounder to cover this?

Much obliged!

Running and some core and strength training should do well for you.

Running is a great all about health booster, but you'll eventually end up looking pretty scrawny, upper body wise. Some core and general strength training will keep that from happening, though.
