/fit/, what's a good cardio workout for people who've injured their legs? I recently hurt mine really badly, and I can only manage about 4.5 mph walking without buckling on a treadmill. Moderate bike and elliptical also caused massive pain today.

Miles? What is this, the fucking Dark Ages? We are civilized - we use the metric system now.

Fuck that noise. Science in SI, casual distances and such in IPS.

But anyway, impact-free biking at a resistance easy enough that you don't hit the pain is the best for active recovery of your injury, but if you are wanting to do cardio daily, mos def mix some rowing machine in there too.

Hmm, I"ve injured my knee. Had to have an acl replacement. I got clipped playing rugby. Anyhow, I found that biking is very easy on the knee. Also, squats.
