Are knees supposed to be that outwards? I'm just curious, my knees are tighter together but I'm a total retard.

They should be tighter together so it won't be as bad for the knees IMO, but as long as you aline you feet with your knees you should be ok.

I'm no expert, but I'd say: move your ass more rearwards, use your hips.
And don't move your knees so much forward, you're not doing frogmen.
Your glutes, hips and hamstrings should do the work.

But heck, I'm a newfag to squats too, so don't take me serious.

Oh and if you can be bothered, download the torrent for Tsatsuline's "Enter the kettlebell".
I found it on isohunt and it contains a goddamn good explanation of squatting too.

AFAIK, you're pretty much golden as far as preventing injury.

That said, you'll want to work on a few flexibility issues. For one, it looks like you're staying too vertical, which is causing your knees to be too far forward. This is certainly fine as it is required to maintain hip flexion and a tight lower back, but you should try to emphasize getting your upper body a little lower (not at the expense of hip flexion & back tightness, of course).

Along the same vein, you'll want to work on straightening your knees/feet. Again, it is not injurious to do it the way you're doing it, but perfect form has your legs a little closer together.

You mean my heels are too far from each other or my feet are too outwardly angled?

I tried to get a better technique, i youtubed Squat Rx. If i get my knee less foward, my feet a bit closer together and my feet more straight, my chest up, my hip back i get a weird stretch in the upper-middle back. Is this because i'm inflexible or because i'm injured?

Both. Think of your legs as being completely solid. You can only move and pivot them from the hip. You want to decrease the angle that they're pivoted at (read: your knees and feet always point in the same direction)

When doing squats and deadlifts I always think of lifting a very heavy beer crate from the ground.
