She does a pushup with feet wide but I learned to bring your feet back in and then push (doesn't fucking matter). Anyways, then is just to get your heart going so you can struggle through some cardio later and get your metabolism going. On the side raises/crunches you need to keep your arm pinned to your side and slide it down as you bring your legs up (together). You will feel it more this way. When you're really fucking toast on the exercises just do planks or finish off maxing out with whatever you can do. Play some DDR, seen fat people get skinny doing this shit, some warioware, wii fit, who fucking cares, you need some inventive fun things to do to keep you moving. Try to begin aerobics as soon as possible. Don't think you need to complete a mile in one go if you can't, don't sabotage yourself by trying to get it all done in one attempt just do what you can and don't give up. It's about what you do overall; use the run-walk method (run til out of breath, walk, run til out of breath, walk, etc.) and get in as much as you can.
Cut out sodas completely (when you PT you will hate sodas and die for water). Take out all the simple carbs and snack foods. You can eat meat but try your best not to eat processed meat or fast foods because that's when meat becomes evil shit. Deli meat is good to go alone or with some whole wheat bread. You don't have to starve yourself in the beginning just keep making progress. If you feel the need to make a drastic change then by all means let that empower you but if it doesn't work don't get defeated. Good Luck.
