You got to remember that "flexibility" isn't just "reaching for your fucking toes"
It's the ability to move your core, your limbs, all your muscles, in controlled, coordinated motion.
Yoga really makes my body feel "tight" (tight in terms of everything moving together, everything perfectly in place and under control) and light at the same time. It's amazing after doing it for a few months (the Bikram style at least).
