Hey /fit/I'm going to be working out 2-3 times a week during the summer. Thing is, I won't have access to a gym again until around January. So that's about four months of not working out.How will this affect my strength? Will doing bodyweight exercises like pushups allow me to maintain my strength somewhat?Any comments/suggestions/stories welcome. Thanks
do one-arm pushups, and one-legged squats
do SQUATSZ with grocery bags
I used 5 liter water barrels as weights.
When I start lifting again in January, will I still be as strong as I was over the summer? I don't want to be as weak as before.
>>190777Not unless you work out, 5 months is a long time and your muscles will atrophy in that time.
question is relevant to my interests too
Grab yourself some free weights and a bench and you should be fine.If you don't have the money, GET A FCUKIN' JOB.
