Sup /fit/?

I just had a fairly frightening experience. This morning I went to the gym with a friend of mine and we were doing leg presses. I warmed up with two sets of 410x12 with calf raises in between sets and he warmed up with two sets of 140x12. Then I went up to my normal legpress workout weight which is 770 and I did 8 of those and he bumped up to 230. However after doing my next set I helped him pull the weights off the machine so he could do his and then I sat down. After I sat down I felt like I was starting to black out; my vision was starting to go dark in places and it sounded like everything had moved like 300ft away, even my own voice. So I got up and walked around a bit and got a drink of water and within about a minute I was able to see and hear correctly again but I was still really dizzy. I'm thinking it may have been a lack of hydration or maybe hyperventilation. (I was pretty winded after my last set) Any ideas?

I've experienced this before.

You may have low blood pressure.

Yeah or that. Either way your blood pressure is fucked and that's what causes the black outs.

Hm, alright thanks. I'll try to get to a doctor when I go home on vacation.
