I've been lurking around for a while now and I've seen some shit that I'm not quite sure about and conclusive answers didn't seem to get reached.

1) cardio isn't the best for getting rid of bodyfat?

2)In my low carb low fat diet, are complex carbs allowed or not?

3) should I do my cardio before or after weights, because which ever I do second never gets done as well

4) red meat while cutting, y/n?

2)are you trying to be an intense athlete when you're still overweight and out of shape?
3)don't do intense cardio on a day you're lifting.. 10 min warm up is aight, but don't be like 50 min cardio followed up by some heavy lifting.. it just doesn't work.

1. eating less than burn is best for getting rid of bodyfat
2. "low fat"=fail. Speak in macronutrient RATIOS, fool. Complex carbs, of course. Better than simple.
3. do HIIT on lifting rest days
