I have an interest in training my muscles for them to have the ability to exhort pressure in a stable manner.

Currently my training is that of a powerlifter / olympic lifter, while I do have the ability to exhort a mass amount of pressure in an instant, my muscles don't have the power to maintain it.

So now I get to the question, what type of exercises could give me the ability to exhort continuous pressure upon a target. Be it a bear hug or be it breaking the hand while doing a handshake.

I'm exhorting laughter at this thread.

Lower weights, higher reps. This would mean a hiatus from powerlifting.

So basically endurance runs? 5*50 pushups / 3x 20 pull ups, a good choice for the upper body training?
