Sup /fit/ it's about time I came here for some help.

I'm fat and don't know quite what to do to get rid of it. I want about 20ish pounds dropped (Something like that, just at least a noticeable loss of my gut) before June 6th. I hope thats possible without completely starving myself or some shit.

I'm 6'0"/6'1"ish and 180 LB I suppose that wouldn't be too bad if I actually had ANY muscle. It's all fat. There isn't TOO much, but I've definitely got a gut, and for some reason people try to convince me I don't - Which is why I've been so slow to finally get on a diet or look up any information. I suppose I'm comming here for support and tips (though knowing 4chan I'm not sure what I'm getting myself into) What does /fit/ suggest I do? How should I diet and work out? The only things I have are 2, 5 and 10 pound dumbbells, an exercise ball (also have 'the bean' but I think it's shit and don't use it.) and of course, outside for running.

Any help is greatly appreciated it, if I can loose more then 20 pounds in these 2 months, thats wonderful, but I'm not the most strong-willed person there is. So nothing too hard. If I must lose it over a longer time period thats ok. Thanks again everyone.

(P.S. I have a TERRIBLE sweet tooth, can anyone suggest any sweet alternatives that would not interrupt my diet? If not it's understandable, it just makes things harder for a fatty.)

Try running and biking.
I used to be 185 lb at 5"10. I didn't really look that fat, but after running for a few months, and riding a bicycle, I am no 165.
Also bicycling is really fun to me.

Hrm, it's hard to say, i'm 5'6" and I WAS about 215lbs, i was fat, but not as fat as it sounds, anyways, i'm currently 180, and that's after about 3 months. I drank a shitton of green tea (apparently it helps you metabolize fat) and started walking a little over 4 miles a day (for two weeks) then i started running every day i could, which amounted to about every other day. I'm sure part of the extreme weight loss was just because that was so way the fuck over my natural weight (i was 150 2 years ago, and no shorter, and only slightly weaker) but i'm pretty confident what i did helped too.

Bumping for more help.

Eat 6 small meals instead of three large ones.

Metabolism, blah blah blah, body adapts, blah blah, long term fat storage no longer, so on and so forth in that fashion.

Sorry OP but I don't think you're going to have much of a transformation without some proper equipment and willpower. Might as well run though, it will be good for your cardiovascular health and you might be able to drop a few pounds.
