I need a plan here

I wanna lose some fat before June 22nd, currently I am 6'0 170, any rash exercise plans I could do? I have been working out on and off, I'm not a beginner.

My body fat is 13 %.

Twice-daily 15 minute HIIT runs, one in the morning and one at night. Go.

HIIT= High Intensity Interval Training
The idea is to go 100%, rest for a reasonable, but not elongated amount of time, then go 100% once again.
So with fifteen minutes, plan it out in a way that allows as much 100% as possible.

You'd have to find out what that is for you though

It's one thing when people are obviously joking. Here and there it's fine. But when people are confused and come here for advice, and someone says something obnoxious,
