I've been doing cardio 45 mins a day for a month or two.so far so good, lost 23lbs to date.I tried HIIT instead today. I usually do a slow jog/fast walk (being a fatass this still gets my heart going) in the woods, up/down hill.ow.ow.ow.fuuuck.This better be worth it.Pic related. It's me in cat form.
