I plan on doing mostly cardio with some moderate resistance training on my off days. My biggest problem is the shitty food I eat, mostly because its easy to order something. Cheat days ruin me too. If I think "well its ok to eat this or that" then it starts to become a pattern. I'm not going to use "cheat days". I will map my calories and nutrition in regards with my expenditure of calories.. and if the numbers work well enough where I can eat some pizza then ok, but I think calling it a cheat day and that "its ok for me to eat bad food" sabotages me.
