Greetings /fit/

I'm sure you guys get tired of drawing up workout plans for lazy douchebags, but I could use some help. I've been working out for 2 months straight every single day maybe (MAYBE) taking a day off every two-three weeks. Although I'm making considerable progress, I want to get stronger faster. I get about 75(ish) grams of protein a day and roughly 2,000 cals. I weigh 145 and am about 5'9.

My workout routine:

Bench: 115lbs., 12-13 reps
Preacher Curls: 50lbs., 11-12 reps
Lateral Raises: 5lb. plates, 25 reps
wrist curls w/ bar behind my back: 50lbs., 25 reps
Bench: 115lbs., 5-6 reps
Preacher Curls: 50lbs., 5-6 reps
Lateral Raises: 5lb. plates, 15 reps
wrist curls w/ bar behind my back: 50lbs., 20 reps
25-30 push-ups

Protein should be 1.5x your bodyweight, carbs should be about 2.5-3.5 times your body weight, and calories should be about 20 times your body weight.

I'm still in school. 20 bucks a week is kind of steep for me.

if i were you, i'd try breaking it up into muscle groups per day instead of trying to do everything at once, that way you get a more intense, focused workout of your body bits.

arms one day
legs the next
chest some other day
back yadadada
shoulders etc

play with how much, how often till you find something comfortable.

and, honestly, i have a "home gym" (i.e. two dumbels, hella plates and a bench) and i have not had a problem keeping up. gyms are just socially awkward, overcrowded and expensive places that are a pain in the ass to get to. you dont rly need that much equipment to get fit, just consistency and the occasional shuffling of exercises and the convenience of having it at home is priceless.

ill eat that much protein in one meal 6x per day

It looks like the general consensus here is that I need to take twice as much protein as I am now

Are you lifting 50 lb dumbbells in each hand or 25 lb dumbbells for a total of 50?
