Eat first then exercise? Or other way around? 200 Crunches !!9OAC35F5BcZ
yeah, just wondering which one works better for losing weight.

and how long before doing one before the other?

kinda pointless to eat then exercise, I mean eating a good hour to hour and a half (pre workout meal) then lifting, then having a post workout meal is fine and all

but for cutting it doesnt make that much sense because you have to burn what you just ate, THEN start burning fat

eat first, exercise, then don't eat until your next actual meal.

Exercise first dumb dumb. Otherwise, enjoy your cramps. If you have no food in your stomach, your body will either burn muscle or fat when you work out, rather than shit you're digesting.

Wait a few hours after you eat, depending on how much you've eaten, the speed of your metabolism, and how your body generally feels post-eats.

If you eat a big meal then exert yourself, you'll probably puke... and then you'll have to eat all over again. At least wait until you don't feel like you just ate to start working out.

>>479073until your next actual meal
So an hour or two?

Eat .5 to 1 hour prior to workout. Small meal, 1/2 PB&J sandwich or can tuna with mayo.

Drink protein and dextrose (1:1 ratio) shake before workout, include creatine, taurine, tyrosine, etc in this. Drink protein and dextrose (1:1) shake during workout. Drink protein and dextrose (1:1) shake after workout, include creatine, glutamine, etc in this shake.

Eat full meal as soon as possible--1 to 1.5 hours.
Protein, fats, and carbs, and fibers.

It's not very hard. Exercise before you eat in the morning. But if you exercise later in the day, wait a few hours after a meal.

Okay, /fit/-fags.

What are the goals here?

Morning fasted cardio -> yes.
Morning fasted weight training -> FAIL.
Not eating before weight training -> FAIL.

Protein and carbs, protein and carbs, protein and carbs. P&C P&C P&C. How many times do we have to say that?
