A piercing there runs a very low risk of infection.
Lavender oil is a bad idea, any kind of oil is a bad idea, bacteria likes anything with fat in it, and oil tends to have some.
Basically, you just need to use an antibacterial soap IE dial to wash it in the morning, and the night. Avoid touching it at all costs unless you are cleaning it.
You will want to do Saline soaks as well, which is SEA SALT and water, about 1/5 solution, just soak a cotton ball and rest it on the piercing for 5 minutes or so in the morning and night before you clean it.
Ive had my nippers, ears, lips ( gone now ) and penis done. Never had an infection, as your body is very good at fighting infection if you DONT TOUCH IT WITH YOUR FILTHY HANDS.
Nose piercings are entirely cliche though. If you want something nifty, get your nose bridge done. Looks cute if it is modest, and actually is rarely done.
