How bad is it if my diet doesn't really have any fruits or veggies in it?
I'm on a full muscle building routine/diet and I basically eat only like cottage cheese, nuts, whey shakes, protein plus powerbars, and tons of chicken (with rice sometimes or in a wheat/cheese sandwich others).
I do take a multivitamin but am I really harming my body by not incorporating the real veggies or fruits?
