20 seconds at top speed, ten seconds rest. Repeat 8 times.
1 min. walk10 min. 30/30 jog (or walk depending on how exhausted I feel)/sprint20 min. jogDone every second day, with 1 min added to the 30/30 every 2 routines.

Monday-Friday:1 minute jog, 6 minutes 30/30 (sprint/jog)Going to try for 7 tomorrow
- 10 minute jog- as many sets of 30/30 seconds sprint/jog as i can do- 5 minute jog- one last sprint, as long as i can go- 10 minutes dying
My high intensity interval begins the moment I start. I go full speed ahead sprinting for 2 miles, then I stop, and go to low intensity via the 2 seconds it takes to open the door.
