Hey /fit/, heres a question for the experts on here:

Is there such thing as too much stretching? Im trying to get really flexible in the next week, so ill be doing some intensive stretching exercises...

yes, you can overstretch muscles, which is basically the inverse of pulling them. If that happens, nothing you really can do. Basically doing nothing is the best thing to do.
but this only happens if you have intense physical exercise along with the stretching, just stretching out wont do this, unless you like, stretch out too much, but i dont know how much that is

Lol, just don't stretch until something snaps or gives shooting pains, and you should be okay. But I don't think you will get super flexible in a week. Enjoy your vain crusade.
