If you want results, how about working out AND running in the morning, and working out AND running in the evening!?

The order doesn't matter if you're doing one in the morning and one at night.

The order only matters if you're doing them in one workout. In that case, lift before cardio.

Only to find yourself overtrained a week later, stopping you from progressing at full speed ahead for weeks?

Your testosterone level is a little bit higher in the morning than at night. It's not going to make a whole lot of difference but if you're going for every edge possible, work out in the morning
