I'm not fat by any means on the outside but on the inside I'm a lazy tub of lard. I don't need to lose weight but I need to get healthier. I want to gain flexibility and a lot more stamina. I'm trying Yoga but I can barely get past 20 minutes of it if I'm lucky. Granted the tape doesn't say what level of Yoga it is but I still feel like shit.I also need to watch out for my high blood pressure. Possible high Cholesterol too. Can anyone give me some ideas of what to do or maybe even a site to look through?
