High interval sprinting. Right now, find out how long you can maintain a full sprint, like the 'IM GONNA GET RAPED' sprint.
Whatever that time is, cut off 15 seconds, tack on 60 seconds of normal jogging, and do this cycle 10 times in a run. Every day add one second to the sprint and take one off the jog, until after 2 months you're able to maintain the full sprint.
