I like to do 4 sets of 8 reps on the machines.Is it better to do 4 sets of 8 on one machine and then move on to the next, or do 4 circuits of all the machines I plan on doing?Or it completely doesn't matter? Tips/advices/what you prefer?
do supersets with agonist and antagonist muscles, move dierctly from one to the other, then one minutes rest, then do another pair, repeat for 4 sets. Do HIIT on your offdays and eat right and you'll be a shredded mofo in no time
