Hey /fit/ I am trying to get in fighting shape in 4 months to kick my fat peice of shit friends ass on my birthday. Whats the best diet+home workout to do this?

Op, start practicing fighting against other people. It's the best way to actually be able to fight. Lift weights if you know how to fight but are weak.

Take two rolls fo change into your hands. Do shadowboxing. Do it intensely.

Then nail a thick book to your wall. Punch it. Always remember these 2 things:
1) Punch from your feet/legs (foot moves leg moves hips moves torso moves arm moves fist - like a wave)
2) The looser you are, the better (also known as "If it feels strong to you, it feels weak to him")

This is a good start and reminds me of stuff we did in HS/College wrestling.

Also try mixing in large armounts of bodyweight exercises, like doing 100 pushups, 100 situps, and 100 squats, in any number of sets, as fast as possible. It'll make you quick.

A lot of water. LOTS.
Shoot for about a gallon over the course of the day, from when you wake up to when you sleep.

This includes two assumptions: 1) that you're working out on a consistent basis 2) the fluids you drink at meals -- like a soda or something -- do not count towards the gallon.
If you're not working out you should probably scale it down, to 3/4 gallon.
