Anyone know of good exercises to help for endurance in the missionary position? I can never seem to keep going as long as my gf wants...

Just stay in shape, do more calisthenics. Besides, missionary gets boring fast... switch things up in the sack as well.

yeah... everything is an ab workout. you really don't need to target the abs for general day to day fitness.

for thighs--- yeah, sorry, moar squatz.

and try to get limber... stretch it out, you know? especially if you are having a problem with cramping.
