How's my diet, /fit/?

Breakfast MWF - 1 cup of oats, plain; TThu - 1 cup of oats + 1 large cup of coffee, black; SaSu - don't wake up early enough

Lunch MTWThFSaSu - 12" turkey sub on wheat with lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, spicy mustard, pepper.

Dinner MTWThFSaSu - same thing as lunch

Keep in mind I'm trying to lose lots of weight. Every now and then I'll eat an apple to satiate my hunger. Also, I know I should be eating more often but as I'm a college student I can't really find the time to do so.

You are seriously trying to lose "lots of weight" by eating a twelve inch sub for lunch and dinner? Nigga you best be trollin.

The sub is ALL he is eating... we're talking 700-800 calories... he's getting 1800 at most for the day. You should split your lunch and dinner into 4 meals... eat the sub longer through the day... keeps you from overeating and feeling satisfied all day.

eat less but more often

your thing is terrible btw youll get tired of it quick and deviate from the diet quickly. throw in a cheat meal once a week of your favorite crap food. diversify your meal options durring the week. shakes are a good way to fill you up with out too many calories.

throw exercise in there too

This week MTWTHF

Breakfast - 2 cups of whole wheat flakes, 1/2 cup soy milk

3 hours later - 1 1/2 cups chocolate soy milk /w protein powder

3 hours later - builder bar, 1/2 cup of blue berries

3 hours later - 1 slice bread 2 Tbps of natural peanut butter

3 hours later - 1 slice of bread 2 slices turkey, 1 yogurt, 1 orange

3 hours later - light chunk tuna in water, 1/2 bag of baby spinach, banana

~1800 - 2000 claories

There are no excuses.

I work 45 - 50 hours a week and I sit in classes another 14 hours. also my bike commute is 25 miles a day.

Breakfast one 12 pack of frozen chimichangas

3 hours later 3 bologna sandwiches with nothing but two tablespoons of mayo

3 hours later one frozen pizza

3 hours later a Carls Jr 6 dollar burger combo

3 hours later another 12 pack of frozen chimichangas, sometimes bean burritos

3 hours later one quart of ice cream before bed

You guys keep telling me to eat more meals but I keep gaining weight. I'm determined to stick with this diet though and see it through until I get real results. No more quitting for me.
