Also, if you feel like it's wrong, then you should probably avoid it. You can use that feeling as a motivation to stop. Now, I don't know if all of this is really good advice but, I believe that part of good health is harmony. If your mind needs something to stay strong, then do it. However, do not do that at the expense of one's body. And if one's spirit/essence/soul, whatever you wish to call it, feels offended, then that offense should be avoided. Harmony. Keep your mind strong with worthwhile things, your body strong with good food and exercise, and keep your spirit strong with good activities. I find it's hard to think about things that offend me when I'm helping someone I know (or don't know for that matter). But you're not here for a lesson/sermon, and I'm no teacher/preacher. But I find that these are things that help to keep me in control of me. And that's what you need most, control over yourself.
