Ok /fit/, I'm trying this new diet. Its called "put the fucking fork down". Basically, I've just started eating less, cutting out snacks and random eating due to boredom. Also, I've given up fast food, soda, and candy.

At the start, my stomach would always be hurting because I was hungry. Now, my stomach doesn't really hurt, but its more of a dull sickness. Its bearable, but I wanted to know if this was normal in drastic diet changes and will it go away?

This must be you. Nice to meet you.

That's basically the diet I go on when I'm shredding. You shouldn't stay on it for too long- 3 months is generally all I need to lose a sufficient amount of fat. You need to ensure that you're still getting adequate amounts of protein, complex carbohydrates and EFAs to counterbalance the shocking loss of calories, sugars and fats you'll be experiencing. The "dull sickness" is hunger; if you're feeling at this state, it's time to call an end to the diet and go back to your normal diet/exercise routine. Worst case scenario, muscle loss.

So you two must know eachother then? Well, at least I don't need to introduce you.

It's funny how some people consider it a feat to give up fast food, candy, and soda. While I unconsciously gave all of that up without even thinking about it or missing it.

I agree. I know that it could be considered something to be proud of, but when you turn it into something unhealthy and you still think it's good for you, you have a problem.

Guess you didn't read where the guy said he is also eating less, something that is kinda hard to do at first.

I should do the same.

Gotta fucking have some fast food on the weekend though, or I'll go insane.
