Correct your posture. Your pecs are uneven, and your waist seems to have a sway to the left. Diet more for more defintion. Otherwise, just keep doing as you are, only harder and heavier.

Honestly, if you're not trolling. From fit anon to fit anon, You need to lower your body fat % a little more for the full 6 pack effect. I know how hard this is. I'm working on that as well. Perhaps work on traps just a bit more and try to hit a little more upper chest.

Show a few more pictures - side, back, etc. That pose is hard to work with because of your posture.

That said, a more defined mid-section (aka, abs) would help to enunciate your chest and tri/biceps. Also, what do YOU want to look like?

I'm not in as good of shape as you, but I am gay and know what would make you more attractive to me. But everyone is different so figure out to whom you want to preach.

What they mean when they say "muscle weighs more than fat" is that a pound of muscle is a lot smaller than a pound of fat. The guy in OP's pic has a lot of muscle and not a lot of fat. If, for example, he is 10% body fat, that means only 19 pounds of him are pure fat and the remaining 171 pounds are a mixture of organs, bones, water and muscle. That's why he looks so different than you. He's just got less fat.

He is standing near a door. Standard doorknob height is between 34 and 36 inches. Based on the height of the doorknobs visible in the picture, relative to his body, I'd estimate that he's probably around 5'9", surely no taller than 5'10".

OP, here's an old pic of me. IMO you need more obliques + pecs, can't tell about back, lats look a bit on the small side but it may just be the way you're built. nice thighs though. EVERYONE can do with more delts though.
