I can do about 10 burpees smooth and quick, but I'm winded afterwards. I can do many more at a more moderated pace while breaking them up a little. Which is better for fat loss and conditioning?

I rotate sprint 10 meters/ burpee /sprint 10 meters/ burpee the length of a field. I do this until i'm winded, but not stopping before i've done 6 burpees.
