I started lifting seriously about a year and a half ago.
I've gained about 15 lbs in muscle, going from 165 to 180.

I started doing complex lifts...squats, deadlifts, power cleans...etc, about 7 months ago.

I've hit a plateau in that I can't seem to physically lift anymore weight. for example, my max bench is 200. I add 5 pounds, I cannot put it up.

How the hell do I bust through? I lift as hard as I can, usually doing 10-8-as many as I can, and I eat a shit ton of protein and healthy calories in general. Yet, I don't seem to be gaining any mass, and more importantly strength.

Help me /fit.

Spend a week doing as many reps as you can of 140-160lbs, and try to explode into the movement.
