hyey /fit/ im still pretty fat and have been doing various ab related excersizes for about 4 weekscrunches reversecrunches leg lifts jacknife crunches etc and now i still have a gut but under neath its pretty solid hardhow do i get rid o the fatTL;DR how to i get rid of fat so i can see my abs
