Loose Skin Anonymous
Hey /fit/ so over the past couple of years I've lost dramatic amount so weight (went from 260 to 175 where I am now). every-thing's been good except for the fact that I've acquired loose skin around my stomach and lower back. My chest and arms are toned and hard but I just can't seem to get rid of this loose skin around the stomach and lower back. Should I go through a bulking phase and gain some muscle to fill out the skin then cut back?

Height: 6'2
Weight: 175
Body Percent Fat: 15%
Age: 17

so you lose day 15lbs of fat to get ripped.

then you weigh 160lbs at 6'2. thats tiny and weak.
thats like an average height person weighing 125lbs
lift more weights.
