Hey /fit/, skinny fag here 130 LBS 5'9. Need to work on cores, what's the best kind of workout?

So far the only one I know is to straighten posture, and strengthen lower back muscles. Currently, have no possession of weights but I'm going to the gym soon.

I hate to say it, but Squats do a nice job of working your core muscles if you have good technique.

deadlifts, squats, front squats, overhead squats, clean and jerk, snatch, turkish get ups, ab rollouts, GHD situps, planks (front and sides), L-hangs, L-sits, L-pullups, GHD situps... etc

Want to hear a really good advice for getting some CORE STRENGTH ?

Get yourself a boxing bag, eat 5-6k kcal a day and punch/kick the bag for an hour a day (maybe not an hour the first day, but work your way up).

After jump rope it's the cardio exercise helping me the most, also makes you stronger.
