>Muscle and bone are more dense than water so a person with a low body fat percentage will displace more water than someone with a higher fat percentage.from http://www.weightlossweapons.com/bodyfat.htmlBut, an object submerged in water will displace a volume of water equal to the volume of the object. Since fat is less dense than muscle and bone, fat takes up a greater volume. A 200lb man of muscle would displace less water in comparison to a 200lb armchair warrior.so, lolwut?
You can't float when your head is completely solid.

Their BMI calculator is wrong. WAY wrong. I'm at 23.5% according to 2 BMI tests from two different doctors (in b4 fatty) and they say i'm at like 41%. Which is shit. That site is fucking fail.
>>452394Yeah, but so is BMI.
>>452394BMI is a fucking stupid and worthless measurement system.
That web site is made of stupidity. Hydrostatic testing measures buoyancy, not water displacement.I.E., fat floats, muscle doesn't. The fatter you are, the less you'll weigh underwater.
