Hello, /fit/.

I am a gymnast. Saturday just passed I was doing alot of backflips. I took a little rest, and when I began to walk away I was limping. I had a pain in my right calve on the back. It was like a pulling, everytime I stepped with that leg. This is my second day with the limp, it seems a tiny bit more achey but I'm not really limping any more, just waking awkwardly. My stomach and arms are hurting a little too so it could just be me over using my muscles a bit, but I don't want to take any chances.
What is your diagnosis?

Strained muscle/tendons. Happened to me before while running when i didn't stretch. Take a week off of doing leg intense works and ice it.

stop doing gymnastics it will destroy your body eventually.

Give it a week if it persists go to see a physio, it's unlikely that you've done anything that is going to kill you in the meantime.
