Hey /fit/, just wondering if you guys could offer some really hardcore workouts. I'm 5'7", 180 lbs., definitely low fat, high muscle.

So far this is my schedule:

Friday - Chest: Bench Press 4x10, Incline Press 4x10, Decline 4X10, Flys 4x10, Tricep Extensions 4x10

Saturday - Back: Cable Pulldowns 4x10, Cable Rows 4x10, (Random upper back workout) 4x10, Deadlifts 4x10, Bicep Curls 4x10

Sunday - Shoulders/Traps: Shoulder Press 4x10, Dumbell Lateral Raises 4x10, Dumbell Front Raises 4x10, Shrugs 4x10, Barbell Upright Rows 4x10, Bicep Curl 4x10, Tricep Extensions 4x10

Monday - Legs: Leg Press 4x10, Leg Extensions 4x10, Leg Curls 4x10, (Switch off between Squats or Lunges) 4x10, Calve Raises 4x10

The rest of the week is pretty much resting and eating. I get about 4000 calories each day. Just wanted to know what you guys think, or what other workout routines can whip me up stronger. I kind of want a "300" body. I'm pretty built, but far from it. I know there's that 300 workout, but I don't do that all the time. Any advice on heavy lifting strength routines? Thanks all.

yeah. As I said, I agree OP is a fat ass. Just pointing out that as you said, you can be ripped and at that weight and height. Your statement just seemed overarching>>78128.

I wish I was a fat ass, but there's a pic of me about 10 pounds lighter. Don't mind the costumes and stuff, for a play. But yeah. Guy on left. So I guess I may be a bit chubby, but come on, far from fatass. Anyhoo, real help or advice please? Thanks again.

by guy on left you mean guy on right with the white shirt.

Either way my advice here>>78127
still holds. Spartan body type is basically the warriors body type. This is gotten by doing what warriors do... fighting. Easiest way to work all the muscles that you need for the job.

Alright, now you're just being an ass, but whatever. Thanks for the advice.
