Hey fit, ok so I have the office to myself for the entire week (both my bosses are gone all week) I have to wear khakis and a button up shirt in case someone walks in (which is only about twice a day), but for about 90% of the day I am alone to do whatever around here. I lift weights and run after work, but I was wondering if anyone knew any good workouts or something I could do to get some excersize or pass the time. I do situps when I lift weights, and I could do pushups, but I was wondering if anyone could suggest anything else to do. Maybe some sort of bodyweight resistance or soemthing along those lines.

thanks in advance

One legged squats, sisy squats, chair dips. grab your office chair, put your back against the wall, and grab your chair by both sides and raise it infront of you to a ninety degree.

Squats will get your legs, dips (depending on how you do them) will hit your tris or chest, and the last excercise will hit your shoulders.
other than that just do sit ups and push ups and you're fine. if push ups become to easy then just put your legs on a chair or your desk.
