How do i squat without lifting my heels or without bend out the "inward curve of the lower part of the back"
>> Anonymous
lift your toes off the ground and squeeze dems glutes brah
>> JESUS !vBOFA0jTOg
Curl your toes inwards when you squat.
This should apply pressure on your heels. You might lose balance at first but you'll get the hang of it.

Hey mis/fit/s, is it normal that with just the bar I can't go below parallel and lose balance, but once I have a couple of plates on I can do it properly?

fuck this shit.

Squat. if you front squat then just push your knees apart on the way down. if you power squat then bend the bar across your back and push your ass backwards and keep your knees over your heels.
