Help. I'm fat. I'm sick of being fat, so I've decided to change. This has been what I've been doing for the past two weeks-

Daily Intake:
1 pack of Ramen noodles
4 glasses of water
1 superfuckdiculous power vitamin with herbs 'n' shit
1 something else, usually an apple or granola bar

Daily Exercise:
Walking/jogging approximately 2 miles every day.

But I don't seem to be losing weight. I'm sure I'm probably doing something vitally wrong, and I probably sound like an idiot, but whatever, that's why I'm asking. Help, /fit/. I don't exactly have the funds to do anything, join a gym or go to the Y or anything, I need to know what I should change to lose weight. Or have I just not given it enough time? In return, I give you how to learn Chinese.

You aren't eating enough. You can't lose fat efficiently while in starvation mode. Multiply weight by 15, subtract 20% and there are your calories for the day. Start at 1800 calories and slowly work your way back up or else you will gain back a shit ton of what you lost.

Eat about 2000 calories a day. Don't walk. Run only.

don't run if you're a fatty. you'll just hurt your joints.

also, eat more. when you eat too little, your body stores fat because it thinks it's starving.

more small meals = faster metabolism
exercise = lose weight
