Focus on tricep exercises and you'll build the biceps up anyway through them. But your tris need them more. Traps are fucking non existent, start doing some shoulder and upper back work too. I suggest continue, cardio, remember your SQUATZ (lower half should be equal/bigger than top) and get to work on your shoulders and back.
