I am 6'4" and 220lbs I've been working out and no more than 4 months ago I weighed 275lbs. i still have a little bit of fat only a little in these areas and i was wondering if the velocity diet would be good for me.

Don't fall for shit diets that are anything other than proper amounts of whole, nutrition foods.
