I hate people like you who say things like 'beach muscles'. Get the fuck over yourself. Just because you fail so hard at everything else in life that you have to live in a gym to have a shred of self-worth doesn't mean other people do. I'm actually a certified trainer at 2 gyms in the NY area & faggots like you completely ruin gym environments all across the country.
OP: burpees and jump roping, like someone else said are great for strength, endurance, quickness, & explosiveness. They will shed extra weight & completely transform the way your body workouts.
If you are decently fit, you can manage 40 - 50 burpees pretty easily, & I'd do 2 or 3 sets of those focusing on explosiveness & 4 or 5 sets of 300 rope jumps. That will take you 30 minutes at most, & you will notice a difference in your body in mere weeks.
