Holy shit..HIIT kicks your ass in a whole different kind of way. I didn't even have time to break into a real sweat before I was toast...I assume it gets 'easier,' but I know you're supposed to increase the 'sets' and/or the burst length.Anyone got any HIIT tips for a beginner? I'm basically sprinting for about 20 seconds, and walking for 30-40, repeating 5 times. (Best I can, that is.)
