Sup /fit/I've been doing this for a while, onto the third week. After the second or third day I noticed my right elbow making snapping noise and feeling. It's mildly painful but pretty fatiguing. I'm no physician, but if I had to guess or describe the sensation, it feels like a tendon slipping from outside my elbow into the butt-crack like groove at the end of the bone. That's probably not what it is, but hey.Anyway, should I be concerned, or harden the fuck up?
Please tell me.
tendinitis, rest 2 weeks.
I think i have it too, it sorta makes a cracking sound when i straighten my arms
eat more potassium, maybe its nothing and is what i have just cracks and cramps. so magnesium and potassium are good to get rid of the cracking.
OP shouldn't ignore pain.Rest, drink lots of water, take your fish oil, visit your doctor.
DUDE I HAVE THAT EXACT SAME THING.It's a movable tendon in your elbow. I had it really bad when I was just starting working out. It's not really painful but definitely uncomfortable. It's not tendonitis. Be really careful when doing tricep exercises and try to work around it by finding different ways of gripping / hand placement that doens't put stress on it.I can now do dips very carefully... 4 months ago it would have caused me intense discomfort.I thought I was the only one who had this. It's pretty normal, lots of people have this genetic defect. Just be careful and dont put too much weight on them.
I get that in my left shoulder doing flyes.Same thing?
