Hey /fit/,

I'm a pretty skinny guy, but I still have some sagging skin around my tummy. I'm all set to begin working to tone up those areas.

But I still have a problem.
See my neck area is still rather loose, and I feel it's the worst area on my body right now. Frankly it's rather flab like. Is there anything I could do in addition to my normal exercises which will also tone up my neck? Will the regular exercises also lead to a firmer neck?

Thoughts, answers, comments questions?

pretty sure skin just takes time to go back to normal elasticity.

if it is really really a problem, get surgery.

if you want to try resistance exercises for your neck, you might thicken it up with muscle, taking away some of the slack skin.

otherwise, just let time take its course

What he said. Also, perhaps by working shoulder muscles you can tighten the general area around your neck, but not the neck specifically.

What kind of physique do you have? Skinny, or muscular?

Perhaps you should fill it out by getting bigger muscles. You can do this with big compound movements - Squats, bench press, and rows. Also start doing pullups. Do this for 6 months, if you still have problems, add shrugs...
