Ok /fit/ i'm 6'0 and about 260LB. Major fatass etc. However, I plan to diet but I need some suggestions on what food to eat. So far I have: Lean chicken, apples, romaine lettuce, and carrots.Can /fit/ tell inform me of some other foods along with how much I should eat? Thankspic unrelated
If it grew out of the ground, or had parents - fuckin' eat it man. Don't eat anything else. Also, by-products like milk and eggs are good to go aswell.Just remember, steam and grill your food - don't fry or boil it.
