Hello /Fit/.I'm male, 6'3 weighing around 194 pounds, and I am 16 years old.I would like to lose some fat, preferably fairly quickly since summer is here. I'm busy with exams, work and other things, so I don't have a lot of time. I try to run as often as I can and I do a lot of walking during my day. What are some weight/diet/other routines that could help me lose some fat and put on some muscle in a respectable amount of time?Thanks.Oh, and picture not related.
