I have a question for you all.
How do you conduct your exercises?
While doing a work out for example push ups, sit ups, pull ups.. etc
Do you train like this?

Your routine looks like shit, but anyway.

What most people do is 1 exercise for a number of reps with rests in between sets. For example... benchpress until muscle failure, rest for 1-2 minutes, bench, rest, bench, rest, bench, rest.

You can do that, or you can superset. For example, bench, rest, dips, rest, bench, rest etc. some people swear by this.

I try and keep my heart rate up while working out, and I accomplish that by going through multiple rotations between exercises with two minute runs as breaks early on and then 30 second rests later on. I go for about an hour and a half, it gives me a lot of endurance and builds muscle while keeping the metabolism high.

Yes, doing exercise UNTIL FAILURE EVERY SET is a very very good idea, and you should definitely listen to this person.

If you do an exercise until failure, You probably wont be able to come close to doing hte same amount of reps the next set.

It;s really not an effective thing to do.
