Christian Bale.
He lost 60lbs for the movie The Machnist, then 6 weeks after, he gained 100lbs for the movie Batman returns.
He got a trainer and gave him cardio and weightlifting(?), but man, that's the most extreme change i ever seen in 6 weeks.

Anyone knows more information? His routine?

You're misinformed.

Definitely more like six months.

And it probably went something like this:

EAT EAT EAT EAT

then

CUT CUT CUT CUT

ok guys, then wikipedia and a few other websites (probably using wikipedia as their source) is wrong. it is six months.
but ok, still then, how do you gain 100 pounds in 6 months?
that's 12 pounds per month.

>"With the help of a personal trainer, Bale succeeded in meeting the deadline, gaining a total of one hundred pounds (46kg) in six months. He went from about 130lbs to 230lbs."

That's .55 pounds a day, or just over 9 grams an HOUR.

Steroids. Only way possible.

Anyone who thinks otherwise is lying.

He probably did use a little gear and a post of pro-hormones.

So what, even with gear that would require tremendous work.

I doubt he ran a heavy cycle.

It's Batman Begins...

"How do you gain 100 pounds in 6 months?"

Well, he basically starved himself for The Machinist, so he didn't have to gain 100 pounds over his normal bodyweight.

Regardless of how he did it, neither losing that much weight nor gaining that much that fast was good for his long-term health.

Orly? He doesn't look like a person who cares a lot about his health. Look what he did to himself in the Machinist. I doubt starving yourself almost to death (he looks worse than people from death camps in WWII) is healthy. After that, what would using hardcore roids for half a year would be to him? Nothing. He's crazy.

I doubt he used roids. His body maintained a very natural look. Also, when your natural body weight is 170lbs and you force a drop to 100lbs or whatever, gaining back that first 70lbs is EASY AS SHIT because your body wants it so bad to be back. He could have gained that back in under 2 months.

Then he packed on 30lbs of muscle on top of his normal frame.

RIIIISE AND SEIZE THE DAAAAAY

I'd say his breakthrough role involved singing and dancing, but in a raincoat.

you can probably chug olive oil every day to gain weight, too. 100ml of olive oil is already about 800 kcal. i forget how much extra unused calories u need to gain a pound. I think like 3500 was it?

That will make you vomit, give you diarrhea, and dehydrate you. Mussolini used to execute people that way. Bad fucking idea in every possible way.

If i had a complete group of nutritionits, fitness experts and trainer to watch over me 24/7 and the future of my career depended on my physique, then i sure as fuck could do that.

100ml might make you vomit, but 25ml doesn't make me vomit. I'm sure I could drink 100ml without vomiting if it was with a meal. I recommend good quality olive oil as delicious and healthy source of calories.
