obvious is obvious op is a troll but if you're not i strongly suggest that you stop the buffoonery and start eating right before you get a bad case of acid reflux that will last for a while and by a while i mean your life time.

Im getting told alot of different numbers...my recruiter says 25% body fat (like 27 now...started at 50%)

His co-worker said 22%

But all I need to do is get down to a weight that lets me take the physical giving me roughly 3 months to get in shape and leave for boot camp.

Protip:You stupid fucking fellow Canuck, you've got it way easier then most. You used to have to do the fitness test BEFORE BASIC, not on arrival.

Tell your recruiter you can't make it. In all honestly, you should not have made the effort to enlist unless you were physically prepared beforehand. By the time you do your medical, you should be in good enough shape to meet the basic requirements. The next 2-3 months should be about beating that in spades.

You're going to fail the test, deal with it and be prepared next time.

PROTIP: Eating 200 calories a day will slow your metabolism down to nill, so every calorie you eat, your body will hold on to in the form of fat. Eat 500 calories below your maintenance in 6 small meals, spaced out through out the day.
