OP again, so just to recap, hop on the bike, quick warm-up, 20 seconds of balls out, 10 seconds of rest, and repeat 5-8 times? 2 twice a week? everyones bodies react differently but how soon can one expect results? and i also read that it's best if it's done at the beginning of a workout, or should i make a special day for it alone?
