An elliptical workout for 45 minutes at almost any resistance will lose you weight, doing a steady incline/decline like you have there at least every other day, you should stop dropping weight fast. Also make sure your diet is good to go, maybe drink some protein shakes with WATER, NOT MILK! Milk will make you gain weight, protein shakes with water can be used as a meal replacement during mid-day. Don't eat fast food shit, cut back on bread and pasta, also stay away from peanuts.
