Sooo.... I need to gain a few kilos, yes you heard me right...
I've been working out regularly, running, bicycling, swiming, climbing and some strength training.

My diett has alot of protein and I usually just eat healty stuff, try to stay away from the unhealty stuff.

Anyone got some good tips on how to gain a few kilos.
I'm now 165-170 cm and 60 kg, and I'm aiming for 65~ kg. This is for more insulation, food reserves and so on.

Uhm I guess there is some Carbs and fat in my diet too, but I've been trying to squeeze in alot of protein to build muscle. I've been having a little trouble with my digestion due to me eating too much, and still I don't gain any weight.

Because of all this I turn to you /fit/!
