I'll recommend to pay a visit to the dermatologist. You will probably get some tetracycline (antibiotic) treatment, probably some benzoyl peroxyde as well. You might want to inquire about getting Roaccutane (Isotretinoin) treatment, which is great and it will cure you for a life but it has quite a few secondary effects, and you will need to be in close control by the doctor. It is worthy, given your case. Now, as for recommendations, look for a good face soap, do not use exfoliants, try to drink lots of water. And avoid greasy foods. Good luck there.
