I went to bed Saturday night at about 9 PM. I then slept most of sunday, getting up once to make a protein shake at about 8am. Was going to stay up but said fuck it, and went back to bed. Slept the rest of the day until 7pm.

Is this cool or what?

OP here, the reason I posted this was because this isn't typical. Just wondering if anyone else has strangely fucked up sleep schedules.

I blame Circadian rhythms being ignored. We're actually supposed to cycle our sleep times, or it's better for us supposedly, by an hour each day. Sleep from 10-6 one night, then your body naturally wants to sleep from 11-7 the next.

I went to bed at 4:30am ish. Slept till 1:30.

Worst night of sleep ever, my house was fucking freezing.

Ha that's weird. I've never heard of Circadian rhythms, but I live with my parents and have no life so I do exactly that naturally. I always just thought I had fucked up sleep patterns.

Before I started excercizing I would go to sleep around 12 midnight and wake up around 2 or 3 in the afternoon, sometimes as late as 5pm.

Of course thats when I was an obese whale and all I did other than eat was sleep.

Now if I'm at my worst I'll go to bed around 11/12 midnight and wake up around 5AM or 6AM - not sure if its because i'm fit now or because of work.

I remember my first day of high school after being homeschooled for two years. I was so tired and depressed afterward that I went home and slept until time for school the next day.
