Hi /fit/,I come seeking your guidance. I am a 175 pounds, male, 5'8". and have been pretty in active for the last couple of years. thus leaving my body with a gut and little to no stamina.

I come here to ask for assistance to get myself back into shape, lose the gut and a diet that will help me be healthy and get me set up towards more complex work outs.
