I'm 5'11", 195 lbs (est BMI 26) with not a lot of muscle, but enough. I'm gaining weight, but it's all in my gut. I don't drink and I've been keeping track of my calories. It's normally 1700-2000/day, which I'm told is a good amount when you're trying to lose weight. Completely unresolved in my diet attempts I've decided to use exercise. Unfortunately I can't find anything that really makes it burn when I'm done. Any ideas?
