Alright /fit/, I have a question.

I'm relatively in shape and work out frequently, but I'm looking for more. I want more strength, but don't have the time to go to the gym.

I've tried pyramiding exercises, that works.. to an extent. I want to try other things to mix things up and break the monotony.

ALSO: I'm trying to work my upper body, as that's my weakest area right now.
