I give blood semi-regularly, but this particular donation just happened to be after I started making cursory efforts to improve my fitness. Seems like there's a fairly wide spectrum of recovery times, so me getting winded easily after day two apparently isn't much of a surprise. I don't take vitamin supplements, as I've considered my diet to be somewhat above-average (fruits, veggies, eggs, no junk... could use more meat though), though iron supplements make sense if I wanna get back into the swing of things sooner. Appreciate the input, folks.
