and since then i've been doing moar cardio and low weight - high rep lifting to get cut for summer.
i dont even know what my max is on anything at this point, but before i got injured (when I had reached the plateau) i was still getting stronger, just by very small degrees and over a longer time.
i'm going to opt for the nazi diet this fall when i go back to bulking.
