Okay, this is a quite genuine request from advice. I am relatively slim. (That's a shooped pic of me.) I am under weight because I have no real muscle and only a thin layer of blubber. My ribs can be seen quite easily when I am topless. I would like to change this is only slightly. I want to retain a slim looking figue but with some tone instead of loose skin that seems to hang off me. At my current state any real muscle mass would be hidden by the goo that I posses and make me look like a fat ass. Is there a healthy way of getting rid of the extra layer before I start working on muscle mass. I'm afraid that loosing what little weight I have might be bad for my health.

dont bother with cardio. fucking waste of time.

eat some fucking food and do deadlifts, squats, and benchpress. ON DIFFERENT DAYS. you will get bigger.
