probably, just the same motion and the weight is added to your body so....I lift at home with no squat rack and i find it hard as fuck to get the bar into that position in the picture, if i squat when the bars on my back and i feel like im going to fail the next rep im fucked so ive been doing pussy weight on the SQUATZ recently and neglecting them. I might just use my punchbag (5ft one) quite heavy
