Exactly how much more unhealthy is Tempura when compared to fried chicken or the usual fried American food?

I'm kind of doing an Asian diet that consists of soups, rice, and various Japanese dishes. Trying to see how my body responds to that.

I'm sorry for being a weeaboo and not wanting to die before I'm 30.

tempura batter is fairly low-cal, i wouldn't worry about it.

not what i'd call 'healthy,' though.

but why are you trying an 'asian' diet instead of just eating healthy? fyi, the Japanese are relatively healthy because they eat fish every day and tons of vegetables - not soups and rice. so unless you are doing that, you might as well kill yourself now.

I just think Asian cuisine is much tastier and healthier than the generic American dish, so I'm trying to eat that consistently. Sure, miso soup and rice aren't particularly healthy, but it beats burgers and pizza. That's not all I'm eating though, I usually eat fish. Salmon, flounder, shrimp, ect.

I'm planning on doing this in addition to twice a day cardio, so I'm curious about how it all works out.

Fucking look at Asians. Unhealthy motherfuckers - weak, with piss poor endurance. If you want to model your diet after that of a healthy people, eat what Masai tribesmen eat (they're fucking Olympic grade athletes without training, for Christ's sake): cow's blood, cow's milk, cow's meat, root vegetables. Not so much that, as there's a fucking reason asians are shorter and smaller than normal people. Healthy my fucking ass, only the Okinawans live longer than most, and that's more genetic based than anything.
