I throw in some granola (a beat up bar of crunchy granola works great) and fruit with my cottage cheese / plain yogurt.

It's great and keeps me filled up for quite a few hours.

I would mix mine with blueberries and yogurt. It was alright, but I never got to where I loved cottage cheese.
