Is this good for you, y/n?

Also, I'm not much of a snacker, nor a fattie, but this is the only shit I snack on now. Being a health noob, however, leaves me open for raep.

I'm a pretty /fit/ guy, decent-good diet, and usually not easily addicted to shit, but these things are absolutely amazing.

Are they good for you?

in before 'in moderation'

but yeah, I used to eat them religiously, until I figured something this tasty cannot possibly be good for you, hehe.

200 calories, HFCS. Honestly, you're better off making your own (it tastes better, too.) :}

Ummm... how exactly?

Find a 200 calorie protein bar as a replacement. That way, you get some protein, and fiber if you look hard enough for one with it.

Kinesiologist here. Based on personal experience and experiments on myself, I must advise you all to never put it in your ass.

Try the Kashi bars instead. They're much better. no HFCS and all whole grains.

Thread hijack here, are the Kashi bars really that healthy?

They're better than the majority of other granola bars out there. At least with the kashi stuff you dont have to worry about too much sugar, HFCS, and tons of simple carbs.

Some of their bars even have Omega-3s in em. They're not too shabby in the protein department, either.
