Your arms hurting for 2-3 days = YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.

Your arms feeling like you're ready to bench a car after workout = normal. Slight soreness day after = normal. Pain 2-3 days after workout NOT NORMAL.

Not OP but what are some Protein dense foods? I don't really want to buy protein powder since i dont have a blender.

I'm willing to bet OP is doing all sorts of superset, drop set, gnarlmonster set bicep curls and tricep extensions, and is wondering why he has tendonitis and his arms wont get bigger.

Enjoy your wicked pump faggot.

They are suppost to be sore. What happens when you life weights to bulk up is you make small little rips between your muscle cells. As your body repairs the damage, it makes new cells that increase the volume of your muscles. But dont rip them too much, this will just damge and kill some muscle cells.
That is where the term "riped" comes from...

Good luck

How much arms are you doing?
How often?
If you lift the same body parts every day, they'll never recover.

do you do any compound movements? think about it, your arms get worked there as well. i only do one isolation exercise for biceps, and one for triceps, and i'm not sure that THAT isn't overkill. try reducing your volume/frequency.

If a muscle group is sore, it's not fully recovered. If you strain that muscle group while it's still hurting, it simply won't have time to grow. Rest is important.
