hey /fit/
please mind my english im still learning it!
due to some physical damage nerve damage and i dont even know what else, i have been unable to keep up with my health and have had no exercise beyond walking to classes or the movies once in a blue moon. this routine has been going on for almost two years; before this though i never weight trained or anything but i used to run a 2 miles every morning and be able to do hand stances and flips.
right now i feel like i've healed enough to slowly build up my muscles. i tried running 2 miles last week and ended up really sore, it went same for weights. right now all im doing is 2x25 push ups and jump rope slowly every morning.
i'm 5'8 and 145 lbs atm
any tips or advise on how to gradually build myself back?

Do you want strength or bodybuilding, also, I would talk to a doctor before trying anything, to make sure you are good to go.

No matter what you do, you will hypertrophy, it's basically impossible to stay the same weight and get stronger.

I suggest going to t-nation, reading up there, and getting a program from there.

I have been at 130 lbs for a year. And my bench max has went from 145-205.

I have a girls appetite though. 2000-3000 cals max a day. not enough for me. don't want to be sick all day from more food so i don't bother bulking any more.
