hey guys i got a problem. i am trying to lose weight and I am counting calories but I don't know how many a day I should be going for to lose weight. I am currently really overweight (265) and 6'1. I work out for atleast 30 minutes a day but when it comes to eating I really don't know how many calories I should be shooting for. thanks in advance /fit/
everyone different. count how many cals u normally take in a day to maintain ur current weight, and then -500. wait a week and see if u lost any weight, if it didn't work. cut more.
