6'3 and 184. Currently eating mostly protien, with enough fiber.

Have been jogging 3-5 miles a day, and doing 50 pushups, 100 situps, and random weighty stuff as I dont really have access to anything.

I plan to get a stationary bike, as I jog barefoot, and decided I would be awesome and did barefoot sprints, and now my ankle hurts. I hiked about 10 miles on it as well, which didnt help.

I basically drink about a bottle of vodka every two days, as I am a savage alcoholic lamenting about stupid shit.

I am just wondering if I am doing enough to see some kind of result in a few months. All I basically do is random weight lifting, then the solid 50 and 100.

Diet is tunafish, eggs, chicken, cottage cheese, vitamins, water, and dark veggies.

Dont plan to stop drinking, but, even though alcohol is a depressant, vodka at least is fairly clean, and it seems like the metabolic effect would be countered for how much crap I do.

So far, I have gone down from 189 to 184 doing this. I weigh after I drink three bottles of water.

Either you are a troll or you're anorexic. Honestly you sound like a 15 year old anorexic girl. If I was your size I would be worried about gaining muscle mass instead of turning myself into a twig.
