Month 4
-I'm now 235lb, the lightest I've been in 8 years. -Lost a total of 40 pounds since march (60 pounds since my heaviest)
-I can now squat/bench press over 100 pounds. -I can do HIIT for 3 kilometers (not real hiit; I jog for 1/4 a kilometer, then sprint for 1/8th) -My skin, hair, eyes, and teeth have all seen vast improvements.
-Mentally I've seen improvements (More often when something shitty happens I'm getting angry, not depressed)
-All back/joint pain that I used to feel after going to the gym has all but disappeared.
-Orgasms have become more fierce, with a quicker recovery of energy levels. -I've become more aggressive in my sexual conquests at bars/in class.
-(Don't know if this is actually true but) people are acting friendlier to me/ they engage conversations just as much as I do now.
