are you getting enough healthy fats, you've got great results but if you've been on a low-fat, high-protein diet for a while you good be suffering from a lack of essential fats, try getting a bottle of flaxseed or hempseed oil from the shops and have a couple of tablespoons each day- good way I find is have it as a dressing over a chopped raw tomato, onion, olives, apple (basically try all different fruit and veg) - chuck in a little salt to counteract any loss through sweating and 'cause you'll be drinking plenty of water I would guess - and some balsamic vinegar too, that shit's great - and chuck in a can of tuna for some low-fat, protein and boom!! very healthy lunch that'll supply you with a great dose of essential fats.
I've been eating a version of this for a while now and my skin is the best shape it ever has been - plus on the health side of things, depending on what you put in it, you can get most of your '5 fruit and veg a day' in just one meal, which means by the time comes for evening meal and you have something healthy then you'll be getting nearer ten distinct fruit and veg portions a day meaning you can chuck all those expensive vitamins supplements away
