I'm 18, 5'9" and 110Lbs.

As someone who was 120lbs at that age, you should take to light exercise really well. Once I started lifting weights (even light ones), drinking a protein shake afterwards (I even mixed in a carnation instant breakfast for a few more calories/taste), and just keep that up 3 times a week - I put on like 25 lbs over a few months.

Drink lots of water. Exercise. Eat what you can.

When I was 17, I was 5'9'' 100 lbs.

Start a program with squats and other compound exercises that will work the upper body (stronglifts), eat a fuckton of protein-rich food such as fish, and DRINK YOUR GODDAMN MILK. Some say a gallon a day is what you should aim for. I don't think that's required, but it will help you grow. Shit's as good as steroids
