train 4 days a week, split is like this
Monday - Chest and Tris Tuesday - Legs Thursday - shoulders, abs Friday, Back, bis
I start off with compounds, deadlifts, squats, etc, and towards the end of the workout do isolations for the extra burn, but compounds all the way. no cardio, dont really need it as i have a naturally low bodyfat. Yeh, i used to be really skinny, bout 150 lbs, 1.5 years ago. No cycles, but i do plan on getting alot bigger.
