New to this board, never set foot on a gym, etc.

I can't take a picture of myself right now (I'm working... kind of) so I tried to describe the current state of my body in MsPaint.

Guide me, /fit/.

I'm aware that a drawing is never precise, so, of course, I'm open to provide further explanations if needed. Also, excuse me for my lack of knowledge of English fitness jargon. You can blame it on my Eurofaggotry.

What do you want? You didnt exactly state that.. Huge Abs? Arm's chest?

I was in the skinny fat position too.

I got fed up and starved myself for days while taking some anti-anxiety pills.

Only eating like a little cereal, maybe a banana, then would end up getting fucked on lorazepam, or alcohol, and throwing up that banana/cereal, then sleeping.

That pretty much got rid of the love handles I hated.

I gained back maybe 5 pounds, but definitely less fat and more muscle then ever.

The human body is tough, test it.

I forgot? Well, I suppose I don't know for sure.

I wouldn't say no to huge abs, etc., but I guess the first step would be getting rid of the little fat I got left. Also, I could some help on my upper body.

That sounds hard. The human body may be tough but I fear my mind isn't. Took note of it anyways.

Honestly, a little substance abuse isn't harmful in the long run.

Just tell your doctor you're very anxious all the time, can't concentrate, you pace around, and sometimes feel like crying and that you can't sleep.

I actually felt that way, but it's not necessary.

Sorry for the bump.

The thing is I'm a terrible liar. What role does the anti-anxiety pills play in that plan of yours?

Thanks. That site looks helpful, maybe a little too complete for neophytes, but I have to keep it simple. Going to a gym is not an option atm (no time for it).
