Oh shit thats a salt deficiency, I'd start eating more salt if I were you to replace minerals lost. Aout 3-5 g extra a day will do. Get a teaspoon and mix it in with your food if you don't like the taste of it in saline solution.

I get this as well actually. I never did figure it out and haven't had it in a long long time, I mean over a year probably.

I used to think I was having mini-heart attacks or something, because it's right near the heart and its a sharp shooting pain.

Not sure if its a salt deficiency I didn't see that when I looked it up just now for symptoms.

I didn't think about it

But really I remember going home from school one day because I had it, in like 4th grade. It was awesome when it passed and I had the whole day to do whatever

I've been told its gas though, but yeah that makes no sense because it's not really abdominal pain. Way too high up to be gas

I have this same thing occasionally. I brought it up with my doctor when I was much younger and he basically brushed it off and said it was nothing. Asshole didn't even bother to try to explain to me or my mother what could have been the cause.

I don't understand how a sensation similar to NEEDLES IN CHEST is nothing.

The pain is in the chest, not in the abdomen.
