I like this girl but its not my heart but my brain releasing hormones making me like her. Im trying to control myself by running and working out everyday for like 1 month now.
I really don't want to like this girl but i dont know when i see her i feel weird. In a way i want to hate her.

I will try to fight my hormones.

My burning hatred of my ex was causing me to go mentally insaneĀ…until I started doing more squats.

I still despise her, but at least now I can punt a small dog the length of a football field and that makes me happy.

Holy shit I thought I was the only one that did this. It doesn't help that on top of being everything I could ever want from a woman, she's a marathon runner. Makes my out of shape ass feel inadequate.

Yup. Good luck with that. At least you're putting your energy into a positive activity. I exercise to try to keep busy and not think about a certain girl, rather than getting fit to attract more girls. The only reason I won't ask her out is because she already has a boyfriend.
