Just started working out properly, and at 16 there are no gyms within a 20 mile radius that will accept anyone below 17/18. All I have is 36 lb dumbbells.What I would like is some advice on a schedule. I know next to nothing about such things and would like advice. This current one below is basically built on the one principle I know, which is to alternate between muscles daily.Monday - Upper body worked mainly via bicepsTuesday - Lower body and absWednesday - Upper body worked mainly via tricepsThursday - Running, situpsFriday - See TuesdayI'm sure it's terrible, but I know no better, so advice is greatly appreciated.My diet is basically trying to fit as much protein in as possible, but I don't plan to use supplements, I also get fruit and veg in, plenty of fibre and carbs.The exercises I usually do(the ones I know the names of, haha) consist of crunches, curls, flyes, hammer curls, lateral raises, dumbbell raises, pushups, shrugs, squats.
