i fell down a dew days ago and got this sketch wound on my knee.
i didnt really pay attention to it. i thought it gonna heal.
BUT now the wound doesnt seem to close itself.
blood and yellowy liquid is leaking outta the wound...

Ok, don't know how this thread turned into the usual steroid debate since it has nothing to do with it.
First off how big is the wound? Is it growing? Or just won't close.
If its not getting bigger all you need to do is wash it with soap and water. I would reccomend to use some alcohol but if you're too much of a girl soap and water 2 times a day should do it. Also make sure you are getting regular blood flow to your knees. Try not to stand around all day or lay in bed. Do some ankle and leg flexes to keep your venous return up.

The greatest feeling you can get in a gym or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is the pump.
