Hey /fit/

Just a question... how fit can one expect to get doing push ups and crunches alone? It's what I've done, about two times a week.

I dunno, I need a way to get fit.

I'm 6'3'' and 155 lbs. Pretty skinny. Low body fat.

Anyone got a good way to gradually bulk up while staying toned? I have the ambition to be big, just not the know-how.

I'd recommend drinking milk if you want to. 2 litres of skim milk is 725kcals, 4.9g fat, 70g protein and 98.4g carbs. It could easily take the place of a meal and a half depending on your size. I wouldn't stay on this much milk for too long though.

I agree with the crunches, but push-ups help to strengthen your triceps.

My triceps aren't very strong, but doing modified push-ups are making them stronger.
