Ok /fit, I have a question for you.

I've always maintained a fairly healthy lifestyle, and have always worked out. When i started out, I did straight sit ups and crunches.

Got to the point where you could definitely see definition, but mostly the top 4 abdominal muscles. I've tried running, biking, but for some damn reason, cannot get those bottom abs to show. I know I have great definition in them all, but I have that very tiny bit of fat there. Any clues to get rid of it /fit?

picture related, as it circles the abdominal area I am refering too.

I had the same problem. Just keep at it, also do side ons, that will build muscle lower down and help get rid of the bottom belly fat which can be stubborn

Abs are one muscle. You cannot target lower abs. Stop being retarded. Add more weight to your work outs, and run more and eat less.

True that its one muscle, but you most definitely CAN target different aspects of a muscle through different movement patterns.

OP, more fat loss is required. HIIT.

You seem to only be doing exercises that target your upper abs more then your lower abs. .
jack knifes, hanging knee raises with ankle weights,
knee raises should help you concentrate on your lower abs more
Those are only a few exercises. Google for lower abdomen exercises, Youtube is also a valuable resource when looking for the proper way to do exercises.
