You know, I've never known what albacore is.

But I just get the normal Starkist Tuna in Water cans and eat it straight from the can. Greatest snack ever.

you know, i just stocked up on some Chunk Light in Oil (drain it REALLY well and it's only 2g of oil a can, not bad, and a lot more palatable than the stuff in water). has anyone ever found albacore in oil?

Yep, they make the albacore in oil. It's just rare to find. I personally like the water version.

Alot of people have no idea what the hell albacore is, even though it's been around awhile. It's just a different class of tuna; most people regard it as a higher grade. It's not all floppy and sloshy out of the can; the pieces are solid and good and all white meat. I don't eat any other kind of tuna.

And yes, it's full on lean protein. Fish is always great for you; brain food, etc.

Pic related, look how badass this fish is.
