I go jogging in the morning for about 30 minutes (or do some form of cardio), then come home and do body weight exercises and various stretches for about 1 1/2 hours. Before I go jogging I eat a banana and don't have anything else to eat until I'm done with all of my exercises. After I'm totally done exercising for the morning I drink a protein shake (20g protein). I wait about an hour and then have breakfast.When is the right time to eat? Before I exercise, right after exercising, or an hour or two after exercising?
