I have the same problem I already lost 50 pounds and I need to lose like 6 or 8 pounds too , I do some running cardio every morning, HIIT 3 times a week, I do cardio at the gym and do l do weight training too, 5 days a week. I eat healthy and I consume fish oil. But losing this last 8 pounds have been a nightmare, I don't know what to do, Im getting hidroxicut today to see if it helps.
