Just a general question to all the mis/fit/s out there...

What are your credentials for giving advice about health and fitness (if you have any)?
Majors, job experience etc.

Nothing on paper, thorough research on internet and reading many books about strength, fitness, fat loss, etc... and most importantly tracking personal experience.

Only cred I have is being a 3rd year public health student.
>> RSI guy !HjbWRiSTJ.
completed college course with registered nutritionist with high marks. he has a diverse range of clients outside of class, and also trains in weight lifting. i learned from his large experience. my own personal experience to lesser extent. probably I want to go on to university for this, haven't really thought about it. as for my weight training with him for half a year, he's certified personal trainer, he was taught by some bodybuilding record holder with kettle bells for 10 years. been asking questions and lifting dumbbells ever since, never stopped.

I'm a 3rd year bio major with focus on medicine, and we're currently tackling bodily metabolism. Not only that, I came from a science high school and have excelled more often than not. Still can't beat that PhD guy over there, though.
