Hey /fit/ my workout is like any other (a specific muscle for every day of the week except on sundays) and I run every friday and saturday, I'm not fat I'm slim and slender but I have a little belly (it's not really a belly it's just fat layering my abs) I can only see them when I run or I'm working on my abs, do you guys think I should add another day for cardio? or is there another alternative?

Add a little more cardio per day, increase the resistance/weight for your lifting, but I don't recommend adding a day. Your body needs rest.
