Not OP but related, need tips & tricks for better definition. I'm also kind of 'almost there' but not quite and I'd just like to get results faster, you know. I have wrestling 2 times a week, go to the gym 3 times a week and also a HIIT routine 3 times a week on bike. I'm also on a pretty healthy diet, lots of meat, protein, veggies, low carbs. Any quick way to lose that extra few % of bodyfat? Sauna?
