>>390412 This isn't about "fast-tracking", it's about making shit harder. Try sandbag training, it's a LOT harder than you think. You'll have difficulty doing exercises that you can easily do with more weight on a barbell, because a sandbag is fucking unwieldy. There's no balancing it easily, there are no comfy handholds. Just you and a fuckload of sand in a bag that's hard to grip without hurting yourself.
