Mid-January 2008: After losing 25 lbs from running and dieting I started to go to the gym to get some muscle underneath. I would go 4-5 days a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes (Too much in my opinion.. I was determined.) I would do the stair-stepper for 30 minutes then various arm/chest training exercises with dumbbells and the 45lb bench bar, then ending the session with 1 mile of running on the treadmill. March 1st - Present day:
Gym 2-4 times a week. Diet is still the same, I started doing SQUATZ thanks to you guys, added some barbell curls (yes, for the gurlz) to the workout. I really don't have a specific perfect plan for my workout now-a-days, I just do whatever I feel like doing, sometimes I do machines I've never used before and then never use them again (Probably stupid but... I've still made progress obviously.)
June 2008*:
I'm going to start bulking. I've been drinking muscle milk this entire time however but I might buy 100% Whey Protein and try to incorporate it in every meal I eat, along with cottage cheese, peanut butter, ect.
