What does anon use to keep track of your daily carbs, calories, protein, etc? I use a excel spreadsheet, but I'm wondering if there is a better program out there, since my spreadsheet is pretty messy. I'm kind of a neat freak and would like it if there is a program specifically made for it keeping track of your nutrition that is good.

Excel with two-sized OK stamps to mark good and bad weightlifting days. I just duplicate the gif each time.

Who even bothers doing that? You're doing it seriously wrong if you think you have to obsessively tally the nutritional content of everything you eat.
