hey /fit/I have a bruise on my shoulder. Most likely, It was caused by over working my shoulder muscle and tearing it. Could you suggest some ways that I could go about reducing scar tissue from forming on my shoulder muscle?

If you are forming scar tissue, than you did more than overworking it.Ice pack, rest, and a doctors visit for scarring. Whatever work you do, practice better ergonomics
if you had a torn muscle you would know it (being in extreme pain when moving your shoulder and stuff like that)
