Hey, /fit/, I'm one of those fatasses struggling to lose weight. I've been exercising and following a diet for a month and it seems to be producing good results, but I thought I'd post my daily schedule here to get some advice. So, here goes:

Bowl of oatmeal with a bit of honey in it for breakfast (too lazy to do research and everybody tells me that oatmeal is the best breakfast)

Lunch, 2-5 hours after breakfast - two boiled eggs and a slice or two of bread if I feel like it: protein.

Exercise, 3-5 hours after lunch: stretching, 20 situps, 15 situps, 10 situps, 10 push-ups, 8 push-ups, 6 push-ups, 10 crunches, stretching again. I still can't do much in terms of exercise, but when I started a month ago I couldn't do even two push-ups.

Banana right after exercise - bananas are rich in tyrosine and I read somewhere that tyrosine increases the effect exercise has on muscle development.

Dinner, 1,5 - 4 hours after exercise: meat (grilled chicken usually, but can be anything), rice, veggies.

I'm probably doing something wrong, so suggestions are welcome.

Dammit, I have no time for that on weekdays. Guess I need a treadmill or something.
