Hey fitI turned 16 in April and I am 58 ½ I work out every day. I used to always lift a lot when I first started but for the past five months I have been doing reps I can do more than 10 times. Do you think I could stunt my growth my weight lifting? My ideal height is 62. I know that is highly unlikely so my hopefully reachable goal is 511. Also are there any diets or exercises that will help increase growth as a teenager?Also current lifting stats areBench - I usually bench 215 for 10 reps and then 195 for 15 then 165 for 15-17Preacher Curl 60 pounds for 20 reps. I am afraid to do any other exercise for fear ill stunt my growth.Other various work outs that I dont keep track of the weight I use.
