>>230369Same, just not professional. What do you do? Are you a divemaster, do dive training, underwater welding, rescue, something else?
>>230381Fat loss is not your goal? That sounds like a ridiculous contradiction based on your exercises. I do almost exactly the same as you and I've gotten way more cut since I started. I do endurance, HIIT, and circuits that include sprinting and then doing simple bodyweight exercises like pushups and crunches/scissors in between sprints. I do olympic lifts a couple times a week just like you, and it's had amazing effects on my fat loss. What on earth do you do to cut?
Cross Country, Indoor Track, Outdoor Track, & Fappan.
Track, weight lifting, school sports: volley ball, rugby, etc.
Durring the school year when im in another state, i do tae kwon do and hapkido. However during the summer my tae kwon do teacher doesnt like me to practice at other dojos (hes a crazy 80-yr old korean man). So ive been running a lot and lifting about 3 days a week. The running and lifting seems to be doing more for my overall fitness. I think i need to run and lift durring the school year WITH martial arts. Thats hard though because it takes a long time to do all those things. There needs to be more hours in the day. I really want to try gymnastics and ballet.
