I take ALOT of suppliments, but I wouldn't be taking anywhere near as many if it were not for the fact I get discounts on them all.
Also some protips while choosing suppliments, if you do a multi vitamin, test the absorbtion by seeing how well it desolves in a glass of lukewarm water and vinigar. If it doesnt disolve/start to within ten minutes, its crap.
I take: - Multivitamin for women - Acytle L-carnitine - Alpha Liopic Acid - Billberry - Green Tea - Glucosamine/Chondrotin/MSM - A Calcium + D (only one, the multi has 500mg so Im getting my 1000mg+ for women - Lutine - CLA - EFAs - Fish Oil
Then I have my kinky stash of suppliments for when I want a REALLY good night >=3 - Arginine - Yohimbe - Rhodiola - Ginseng (Korean and Siberean) - Gingko - Arginine - Maca - Horny Goat Weed - Damiana
