I know over time, taking painkillers to work out is a bad idea because they rip the shit out of your stomach lining. However, for those who are just starting out, is it a good idea to preemptively take painkillers to work out longer?

Protip: if you're in too much pain to work out, you're literally doing more harm than good.

In all honestly, if you want to work out longer, I'd go with either amphetamines (Adderall and the like) or NOXplode.

are you retarded? of course its not a good idea

I don't understand the need to "workout longer". You're body can only rebuild so much each day. A consistent workout plan from day to day, while giving your body time to rest, is better than taking extra energy pills to rips your muscles more than they are naturally supposed to.

No. Don't take drugs or painkillers. You can take a workout energy supplement like NO-Xplode or a diet pill.

What you should do is take like 200mg of caffeine before working out, drink about 60oz of water while working out, then after your workout take a potassium supplement (or eat a banana or two), as potassium will help with any muscle soreness.

Avoid painkillers. Ice anything that hurts. You will be sore when you start, but eventually if you keep it up you'll be able to work out 6 days a week pain free.

My intended routine is 1 hour a day running/walking on a treadmill for 5 days a week, then breaking into 1:30 splitting 45 aerobic 45 anaerbic exercises once I'm back into my heights normal BMI rating (I'm at 29 now, should be 25 so about 30 pounds)

Pain is good. If you manage to hurt yourself and don't feel it, you can really fuck shit up if you go on working out.
