Every time I start doing workout after 5 to 10 minutes my skin starts getting a irrational, why? Anonymous

its your blood vessels enlarging (more specifically the capillaries) and as they enlarge, it may be a feeling you are not used to. the extra heat and stuff to your body, and the fact that if you are a beginner then there are a lot of feelings you are going to slowly get used to. For one, I take the feeling of pain and tie it with the feeling of pushed hard enough, but try a little more.
also, if you workout hard enough to where you get red splotches on your skin, other than acne, its probably from you bursting your capillaries. this is a good sign of your body being forced to open up new pathways for the distribution of nutrients and things in the body. it also is a sign you are loosing fat.
keep it up and try your best to push through it.
now, if it becomes super itchy with bumps, stop and see a dermatologist.
