What's more effective for extreme weight loss? Eating the several small meals throughout the day, while running 1 hour twice a day or eating nothing and running 1 hour twice a day. Won't your body go into starvation mode eventually and cling onto your fat?

I'm disgusted with my body and I've already harmed it by getting manboobs, I don't care if I harm it doing something else stupid to get rid of them.

I started doing a real weight loss regime 6 weeks ago and already my man boobs are noticably firmer and smaller and should be gone in another few weeks at this rate. Then again, I never had them super badly, but it definitley seems to be one of the places the fat goes away from first.
YMMV though.

Holy fuckig shit. My Nan used to read me this book when I was a kid. It was fucking awesome, that motherfucker ate through a whole lot of colourful shit.
