Regular crunches aren't getting the job done, what can I do to intensify the workout? Also I dont have any exercise equipment.

Bicycle crunches, then change into plank. Crunches tested below the plank in a test. If you have an exercise ball you could do them on that. But the two two exercises were bicycle crunches and the captains chair.

The study doesn't prove anything. It measures isolation of the abs. Isolation is not the ticket to calling something the best ab exercise. Unless you think leg extensions are a better leg workout than squats?

I do dragon flags while listening to Dragonforce and watching Dragonball Z. I live near a swamp so dragonflies are constanly buzzing around me as I workout. I have the chinese character ? tatooed on my abs. My uncle works out with me, and he hates niggers really bad... probably because he's the Grand Dragon of the KKK.

After I finish working out, I go chill by playing some AD&D with my friends.

Fuck crunches. Just do some leg raises in combination with other compound weight lifting exercises. You'll develop plenty of abdominal muscle. The ripped look comes from low body fat.
