I don't understand this at all. My body is going crazy. I just recently lost another 10 pounds (making it 100 pounds since July). It's really hard to lose weight for me, because if I even think about eating 2 meals a day I gain weight.

Well, Yesterday I was at 190 and I was happy. This morning i woke up and stood on the scale and I was at 195! Yesterday I ate a small breakfast and I ate Golden Corral (I know, it's unhealthy, but I ate mainly vegetables and a small steak) for dinner. It seems I ave to starve myself in order to lose weight, because if i eat breakfast AND dinner, Im fucked. What's up with this?

Don't weigh yourself day by day, do it once a week.

Yeah, wake up, take a piss, don't eat or drink anything, then get on the scale. That's your weight. Then eat and drink normally.
Also, you're close to making yourself have an eating disorder. You're worrying about your weight too much, and watching the scale. If you put food and water into your body your weight will go up when you step onto the scale from when you woke up. That's normal. You need to be eating at least 3 meals a day, 5 would be better. They need to be on the small side and should be healthy.

You're not gaining fat from eating 2 meals a day, you're hurting yourself and your progress by not eating 4-5 times a day. Do more research and learn how to do it right.

and don't tempt yourself by going to an all you can eat restaurant...doesn't that just sound wrong to you?

stop focusing on numbers... eat healthy and that's all you have to worry about.

exercise too... and SQUATZ

have you checked your scale?

my weight can fluctuate about 5 pounds in as little as a day depending on what I've eaten/how much I've been sweating. hydration plays a big factor too.

Chicken, turkey, tuna and other cheap fish is healthy, and won't kill your budget.
