Cod liver oil capsules. Shit doesn't work. You need to take cod liver oil as a liquid for it to benefit you.

I agree on everything but orange juice. What's wrong with orange juice? GOTTA GET DAT VITAMIN C, MAYN.

Also:

Bottles and cans of "natural green tea" with hf corn syrup and other nasty shit.

Basic-4 cereal. It acts all healthy but has hydrogenated oil...which sucks cause it's tasty.

>diet soda

Nobody really said it was healthy, unlike the marketing they do for stuff like vitamin water and the fags who try to defend it. Diet drinks aren't really harmful either. You realize there's been no link to aspartame causing cancer and humans, right? Yeah, they showed up in mice. But you can kill anything if you feed it something twice it's body weight.

A more convincing argument would have been if you just stated it's AN AMINO FUCKING ACID.

Powerbars are an interesting thing. Those familiar with them know that they are SUPPOSED to be crammed to the brim with calories for caloric intake during exercise. What a lot of people don't understand is that they contain a significant amount more calories than 1-2 candy bars. At an inactive person's bmr they are essentially a meal unto themselves.

I always laugh when i seen somebody chowing down on one during lecture in the morning or something. Because they're probably thinking "Lol, it was on the healthfood isle, it tastes like dirt, and I see all these athletes eating them....it MUST be healthy!!"

You sir are an excellent troll or severely misinformed about what amino acids are
>> Anonymous
>>134406
Misinformed? Maybe i'm the only one that's informed. I'm a university graduate of biology and my final essay was on the harmful effects of too much "amino acids", an ingestion of over 45-50 gr per day, can cause serious side effects. Ranging from blood acidosis to chronic anemia.

This is exactly the reason why we're seeing all the "bodybuilding pros" dropping dead

Vitamin C is the easiest micronutrient to get the right amount of. Most people get far more than they need without OJ. OJ isn't bad for you but the only thing it provides is Vitamin C and a lot of sugar.

Yeah, and sodium hydroxide is BASICALLY JUST SALT AND AIR. I sprinkle that shit on my ice cream.

Because god knows that if something falls into a broad category of item generally thought of as safe, it must be fine to use as a food additive.

Oh yeah, and NON-TOXIC magic markers? I smoke those bitches like blunts.

It's marketed as a healthy or diet-friendly alternative to soda. Aspartame as a carcinogen was inconclusive, but it has been proven to lower the metabolism, which is counterintuitive to a diet even though it's 0 calories.

More like 230 calories?

Better protein bars out there, true, but not as many calories as two candy bars.

only stupid fucks think that diet soda is healthy.

LOL 0 CALORIES I CAN DRINK THESE ALL DAY AND NOTHING BAD WILL HAPPEN.

>>134459
One-two cans a day won't do a fucking thing. Quit with you're lame shit.
>> Margaret
Actually, with the amount of aspertame in diet sodas, two a day WILL do something, you dumb fuck.

>>134468

(Different person) Man, I can't imagine drinking a couple of cans a day. My entire life, even as a kid, I've never averaged more than MAYBE a can a week.

To be honest, I'm not sure I've ever even purchased a can or bottle of soda...that one-a-week is always at a party or restaurant or something.

Can fucktards like you on /fit/ get this through your thick ass skulls?

THERE HAS BEEN NO LINK TO ASPARTAME CAUSING CANCER IN HUMANS.

You want to know why mice who get injected with diet drinks die? BECAUSE IT'S BEING FED SOMETHING TWICE IT'S FUCKING BODY WEIGHT.
