OK guys, i've got some serious problems

how fast do you lose weight by not eating, or eating just a small portion of food per day?

i was heard some actor recently had to try to fit the role of a crack addict so he ate one meal a day for 7 weeks and he lost 20lbs.

if i lost 20lbs i'd look nice and skinny, just the way i wanna look. im a guy btw. i dont wanna run off extra weight because i live in the ghetto and dont feel like getting shot. im also really self conscious.

so, if i eat 1 meal a day for 7 weeks and i lose 20lbs, how diff do you think ill look?

right now i'm 6 feet tall, 190lbs.

i have a gut and moobs are starting to form. i really want to run im just too self concious and scared to do it. i suffer severely from it, to be honest.

I'm a pretty attractive guy and im not fat enough to where it shows when i wear a t-shirt, so chicks still check me out a bit, and im not a social failure. my only failure is letting my self conscious-ness eat away at me when im by myself out of the house. i eat random food, and i never exercise.

it's not that i eat too much or that i eat fast food, it's just that i dont ever excercise.

to be honest i should weigh like 250lbs because while i dont eat fast food or drink soda or bad shit, i eat a bag of hot cheetos like.. every day. it's almost a ritual. shit i could take a pic of my room right now and you could prolly count like 8 bags. lol.

and i know i sound like a loser faggot but im not :p i just have a realllyyy lazy lifestyle. not a nerd lazy, just a like... ..

The problem with this is, yes, You'll lose weight [Well, you might. It depends on your metabolism.] But you'll look unhealthy and disgusting, which is probably why the actor lost his weight the way that he did; Most crack addicts don't exactly look approachable and healthy.

If you eat that little, You're going to throw your metabolism to complete shit. You'll gain more weight before you start to lose it, and then when you do start eating again, you're going to gain more than you usually do.

If you want to lose weight, drink plenty of water and eat SMALL snacks through the course of the day.

Probably the worst thing you can do. Most of the weight loss is going to be muscle loss. Once u start eating again the weight u gain will become fat. Meaning u messed up ur metabolism because muscle burns energy/fat. Fat cells burn almost no energy(3~ calories a day). You are better off by getting 20 lbs of muscle(1lb of muscle burns 50~75 calories a day). Honestly, you are better off runing 30 mins, 3 times a week, and weight training 2 times a week. Add a 200-400 calorie deficit on ur metabolism and you will be able to loose weight and most of ur muscle mass. Weight loss does not equal fat loss. You will still be a fatty with less muscle.

said actor was probably already at a high muscle weight with low bodyfat and then didn't eat so therefore lost 20lbs of muscle for a role....you = high/medium bodyfat medium or low muscle....eat 5 times(170grams a day split between them evenly except when you lift then you eat more that day also fiber bar/supplement probably a good idea) a day tunafish or grilled chicken or protein shake plus work out and jog.......broccoli is now your best friend eat it....you should eat fatty foods that have no carbs in them before you will eat a carb heavy food...but you shouldn't too too many but if you need a snack go cheese not cheetos understand?If you eat something bad(gorge) and feel guilty eat fiber it will slow down the absorption and then you can just wait a while and it won't fuck you too bad....fiber controls hunger....you can't overeat fiber do it once you'll learn your lesson :)

Do not just cut out eating, that's a terrible idea and will just fuck up your body eventually. You can still have your cheetos but you should be eating 3 decent meals and 2-3 healthy snacks throughout the day. On top of that, exercise, you need to exercise and until you find the motivation to do so, don't bother doing anything because it will only be a half-assed effort.
