Morning Exercise Anonymous
Hey /fit/, I just started working out again but due to my schedule I have to do it in the early morning. Does it matter if I eat breakfast before or after my workout? Does whether or not I'll be doing only cardio or not make a difference?

I'd say have a snack before you do cardio, so you don't get exhausted or anything.

Some people say it's better to not eat anything before doing cardio in the morning since you're body will burn moar fat. But your body will also burn muscle.

If you're going to do weight training, eat something moar than just a snack.
