Your squat's ok, you do em like a bodybuilder though.

You need to lock out on your deadlift, push your chest forward and your shoulder's back as you finish.

i'm relieved that my squat is ok, but my quad insertion into my hip kind of hurts as i am in the deepest point. what do you mean bodybuilder squat?i thought that was front squats.
