sup /fit/. I'm a engineering student and have to spend a lot of time sitting in front of the computer. Because of this, I tendo to hunch, and sometimes I get a pain in the small of the back. Is there a good excercise for fixing this? I'm not overweight or something like that, if anything I'm on the scrawny side. Pic unrelated

Look up posture. Had the same shit at work because of crappy office chairs set up for the fatter older guys, gave me lower back pain after an hour or so. So I fixed it and got upper back pain. Then I realised it was also my bad posture, fixed that, and now I have very little back pain, and it's an indicator now to go for a little walk or something.

Get stacks of printer paper to raise the monitor. Problem solved. You're welcome.
