/fit/ how do you reverse skin aging? besides the obvious stay out of sun and drink a lot of water?
>> Anonymous
drinking too much water is worse than drink to little, you need to have a water rich diet meaning fruit and veg, you really dont need to drink more than 1.5 litres if youve got a good diet

I don't have good diet, I don't do the cooking and in current situation I can't be picky, so I eat whatever is served.

Is OP a girl? Doesn't really matter, I'm just curious.
Anywho, I know I'm going to have wrinkles beside my eyes and most definatley smile lines, but in my opinion that's okay and the only wrinkles are from frowning and shit. But if you're really concerned you need to start using a facial toner as part of your morning routine.

Yes I'm a girl, I've always had very sensitive skin. After all the abuse it took over the years, acne (don't have it anymore), dermatitis from sun poisoning it still look kind of rough (rougher than skin on my hands!) and not as girly as I would like. I have one persisting smile line, that i know i can't completely get rid of,woke up with it after another sun burn one day because I slept on that particular cheek. Right now I don't leave my house in sun peak hours in the summer at all, always wear sunblock and put moisturize cream but the difference I'm seeing is minimal and it sort of depresses me. Now, I know I can't completely reverse the damage, I'm just wondering if I can do more to help than what i'm currently doing.

to me, eye wrinklers are a badge of honor--they say you've lived twenty-five years or so of a not-being-an-asshole lifestyle
