Hey /fit/, Fat Loser with a somewhat important question.

Did my first workout today, based on the stronglift set. Did 5x5 squats and 5x5 bench presses. Anyways, long story short, my legs have stopped working and wont support my weight at the moment.

Should I be really worried here? Picture unrelated

You should congratulate your self. You are on your way becoming a winner.

The first workout is always FUCKING PAINFUL.

It'll get easier after a while. Until it gets harder again.

you wont be able to walk for the next week. but you still need to do squats next time. YOU HAVE TO! its the only way to get stronger

you should only be worried if you:

a) have tightening in the chest and other heart attack symptoms

b) have lost all feeling in your legs and cannot make them move (paralysis)

otherwise welcome to why you never excercised before... it ain't easy to start with but will get better if you KEEP DOING IT
