I just started a raw vegetarian diet where basically I'll be eating my veggies raw same with fruits. I will be eating fish, yogurt (shit is so cash!) and taking a multi-vitamin.

Has anyone else done a raw diet. What can I expect in like bowelmovements and energy levels. Should I do protein shakes after my workouts?

if you actually keep true to a raw diet where you eat 60-80% of your food raw i.e. fruit, veggies, fish, beef. and don't eat a ton of processed foods you'll lose a fuckton of weight.
