Im using creatine, but I am wondering how much I should load in the first couple of days. Its 2 pm and I allready had 19 capsules(3= 2250 mg?)
I am lightweight and my head starts to hurt from the amount of water I drink, and my stomach hurts like fuck. WAT DO I DO /fit/?
