i have changed my diet and im eating lot more protein and less carbohydtrates. i feel like i am etin a lot, i am havin 5 small meals a day, usually an omelet with 3 eggs 1 yolk, yogurt with dried fruit, handfuls of nuts, fish and meat. before i ate loatds of bread. why m i so hungry? is it because i am havin less calories or what? did this happen to anyone else when they changed the balance of food in thier diet?

Three eggs with one yolk is only about 110 calories, with plenty of good fats and protein. Seems like the perfect breakfast to me.

Nothing; it's a good breakfast. Leave in the other two yokes, throw in some cheese for flavor, and a dash of milk for texture. Shit is tasty, good for you, full of protein, and only has like 0.5% of your daily recommended carbs.

Though I should add that you should try to eat like 2/3 of your daily cabs in the morning.

how can i be hungry though? lets take today i had 1 cup of ygurt with dried fruit and nuts, nut burger with canneloni beans and some tomatoes, a peice of cheese and 2 slices chicken, glass of soy milk, leeks with cheese sauce (small amount) with chickpeas and peas. then i was stil hungry so i had a omlet 3 eggs one yolk with peas, and another cup of yogurt with f&n. WTF?!?

Oatmeal is one of the few foods to make you feel "full" the longest.

If you eat it in the morning you eat less all day and you feel full.

Oatmeal is where it's at. I try to eat a 3-400 calorie breakfast focused on oatmeal. Usually 1 cup microd with milk and a tablespoon of peanut butter. From there your options are unlimited. I've added banana, berries, apple, yogurt, cinnamon, dates, walnuts, even an egg on lifting days. It keeps me nicely full, sometimes past lunch because it burns so slow. and i have a fair ammount of energy the whole time
