Hey /fit/, just wondering if I have a good diet and if there is anyway to improve.

Drink: Fruit juice in the morning, water every other drink.

Breakfast: Weetos.
Lunch: Apple, crabsticks and some crackers.
Dinner: Varies, usually consists of one meat and lots of veg.

Exercise: Walk my dogs everyday, 70 sit ups before bed and 30 sit ups when I wake up.

If male, eat the fuck more. If female and trying to lose weight, eat just a little more.

Oh yeah, forgot to add, I have bluecheese on my crackers (Not too much though). So that should take it up to the right amount.

weetos aren't amazing breakfast, if you like cereals, go for shredded wheat, or something like all bran for more nutrition

What so I should eat more then and thats it? I'll be signing up to a gym soon too so that will help with muscle growth.

*what* you're eating is more or less ok, just need more calcium. the trick is to eat every 2-3 hours, but not to pig out. a small snack inbetween your light meals will help to up your metabolism

also, eating a small handful of almonds before meals helps since the protein makes you feel more full and it has the good kind of fats that your body needs

Before more assumptions are made about what should be your minimum of calories, how about you tell us what you do for a living, what your height and weight is etc.
Maybe you are a midget working in the office not moving much throughout the day, maybe you are a giant woodchuck of 23 stones...
