>endomorph
is a term used by classist assholes to get people to believe that others are naturally superior when in reality we are all roughly the same with many small differences that make people unique

%14 BF
you need less then 8% to see them
>> Anonymous
If you get your BF to be <10% BF, 8% preferably, then yes.

op here

i know i have to get %8-%10. i was just wondering if being endomorph makes it impossible to see abs.

No. It just means that you have to put a little bit more effort in it.

cut down on fatty foods, and get some aerobic excersize, you need a body fat % of less than 9 % to get abbs showing.

A mutation is not natural.

It happens in all species, sometimes.

I used to think this was true.

Until I started living with my girlfriend. I have to work out rigorously to maintain my body weight, we roughly eat about the same, but she's always under 100 lbs, never works out and spends most of her free time sitting and reading. She works as a receptionist, and thus doesn't get much exercise at work.

Lately, she's been trying to gain weight, eating donuts, candies and Ice creams, still she finds it hard to gain weight at all, while if I were to indulge in those kinds of foods I'd be sure to pack on a few lbs.
