Hey /fit/Around a year ago I weighed 15stone, at 5"10 and 17years old, that's pretty wrong, am I right?Since then I've cut out junk food and fizzy drinks entirely, and started lifting weights, running and cycling.Diet:-Breakfast- Big ass bowlof porridge with raisons, with 2 pints of water.Lunch- couscous/pasta/jacket potato, with salad and a source of lean protein (chicken,fish etc)Dinner-Brown rice, steamed veg and a lean protein source.Snacks- Fruits and nuts.I also take maximuslce cyclone after my workout session.Session includes-3x12 RowsComment too long.
