hey /fit/ need your advice here, is smart to run before breakfast? Mainly because my work schedule changed and now the only time i'm able to run is like 4am before work.

Caffeine has been proven to help the breakdown of fats. As has water. The water also puts the body in a hypotonic state to prevent muscle breakdown.
