So, my health teacher last year(underage b& etc) told me that she told this kid that whenever he was just sitting in class, to tighten his abs, not too tight, but tight enough, and it'll help out A LOT.
She said by the end of the year had had a small six pack, and started out with flub-alub-lub.

What's the facts on this story?

Also, if I do this combined with increasing push-ups each morning, how long will it take to tone my stomach?
I don't have a keg but you can't really see the muscle.

no. pushups work the chest area, not the abs
find the ab ripper x program and do that
