Hey /fit/ties
I really need your help. Prom is comeing up in 5 weeks today, I know prom isn't really a big deal, but as usual the girls are takeing it seriously. As such, Me, and freinds really want the nigth to go off perfectly for them.
This is im preety meak, and I don't fit in to my suit, I've only got a 34" chest and this is a 36".

I need to bulk up, and quick, to fit it. But I know jack shit about excercise, Tommorow I'm joining a gym, but I cant afford an instructor or trainer so I need your help with planning a work out
any tips appriciated

only way to gain enough in 5 weeks is if you knew what you were doing, you ate a lot of food and took a lot of steroids

i still don't get why you got a suit that doesn't fit you at all.

i think you should forgo all exercise and spend the next five weeks eating non stop. the weight you put on will surely fill out the suit

The OP is 34" and the suit is 36". If the suit was 1in off it would work a bit better.

WTFF did the OP buy a 36" when they're a 34"? I can understand if you're trying to plan for the future use of the suit when you enlarge your body a bit more later in life (either by fitness or fat build up from lack of fitness) but why not get something as close to what fits now then use it for a few years then sell or pass it down to someone friends that can use it in exchange for something else?

basically, 3 days a week.

day 1
deadlift (5x5)
Pec flyes (3 sets of 8 reps)
Military press (3 sets of 8 reps)

day 2:
squats (5x5)
Benchpress (3 sets of 8)
Dumbell rows (3 sets of 8)

day 3:
Lunges (5x5)
Chinups (3 sets of 8)
military press (3 sets of 8)

yes, you get to do military twice!

Start eating 3,000 or more calories.
make atleast 200 grams of that protein
I know it seems like alot, but it's a big task you've set yourself.
