Hay /fit/. How do i train my lower arms? I have dumbells and weights and stuff, but how much weight should i use, how should i train etc.

Lower arms as in forearms? They're pretty dependent on your genetics, but any lift where you have to support heavy weight will help them out.

Deadlifts and pull ups seem to work mine the hardest. You could also do wrist curls, but they seem to benefit only trainers who already had Popeye forearms.

Chin ups, seriously. Put on a weight belt if you really feel like you need to be lifting something other than yourself, but if you've ever seen people who rockclimb all the time and their huge fucking forearms you'll know how effective some chin ups can be.
