How much should I eat per day when weightlifting 3 times a week and rest of the week I bike back and forth from school some 4-6 times a day and walk around some of the time in school, though must of the day is spent sitting. Otherwise I'm sedentary besides from that.

I tried calculating my BMR, but honestly I don't know if it's right:

Height is 6'3"
Weight is 167 lbs
Age is 18
I'm Male

So my BMR should be: 2905.

BMR = Basal Metabolic Rate, the amount of energy your body would consume to keep you alive if you did absolutely nothing, all day (ie in a coma).
It doesn't vary with exercise.

That calorie count should be sufficient to gain some weight, unless you're really destroying the weights and biking vigorously. But you didn't give any specifics on your routine.

Stripped 5x5, not much to it: http://newbie-fitness.blogspot.com/2007/01/stripped-5x5.html. And biking sessions are generally just me getting as fast as possible from school to home, without passing out from the strain. Usually takes 5 minutes(so that's 20-30 minutes a day where I ride a bike back and forth)

Do you know how many calories you burn per day? If not find an online calculator or a equation or some shit. consume more than that. Simple pimple. As for BMR, what do you care about that for?
