Hey guys, so I need some advice.I just finished a cut phase, I think. I cut down to about 150 pounds from 185 (after gaining 50 pounds) and I gained about 20 pounds of muscle (I started at 135).Now, I am at the point, currently, where my BMR is 1800 to lose weight. I heard that you should never go under that number if you're male, so I'm thinking I should just stop and keep this way and bulk again if I want. Is this right?
1800 is not an exact number for everyone. Since no one is exactly the same it could be different for you.
