Lentil soup is the bomb.
Take lentils, boil with 2 chopped up carrots and 1 chopped up onion. When they're almost soft and done throw in a cup of tomato sauce and two teaspoons salt. Boil a bit more till done.
Put that shit in a bowl and add a teaspoon of vinegar if you like. Takes time to boil, but easy to prepare, healthier than McDonalds, and tasty to boot.
