for starters, you don't want to just do any normal chest exercises. You'll want to do these super secret DB flyes with full rotation, this'll serve to work everything around your carinatum, and make it not as noticeable. Keep it low weight, high reps, and don't bother doing anything else like legs or back. See if you can use the squat rack with variable guards, to spot yourself when the burn gets too bad. Plus you can superset it with some power curls in the rack too.
