/fit/ fatdude here. So I've been doing this 5x5 thing for a while now, and I have some pretty good numbers

170 kg back squat
100 kg row
90 kg bench press (gonna bring that up)
180 kg deadlift
70 kg overhead press

and it seems that I'm huge. I wear size 40 jeans, and it hasn't changed in a while. Now, my diet is pretty good, but I tend to cheat on it more than I should. My whole point in starting this was to look good nekkid, so I'm wondering if I should change my plan, or be much more stricter in my diet? I do HIIT, but because I'm still pretty fat, I can do max of 7 intervals. I'm fixing that right now. So what do you recommend someone who's got some muscle but is more into this for the weight loss?

tits for your pleasure

Ignore what he said about saturated fats.

Fat, as a macronutrient, is not the samething as bodyfat. Granted, you should eat straight up saturated fat, but it won't be detrimental to have some in your diet. In fact, it'd be just the opposite.

If he wants to lose weight, saturated fat should be the first thing to go. For someone who isn't, a little is necessary for the increased testosterone that helps in building muscle.
