Oh yeah and...luck of the draw. I remember a story on TLC about a guy who lost like 200 pounds in a year and he had loads of loose skin. His doctors told him to wait about another year to see what happened and it never fixed itself, so he had to get expensive as fuck surgery to have to have it all cut off.
It might tighten up soon. It might be there forever. Not trying to scare you, just being brutally honest. Some highly overweight people also lose the weight and NEVER have loose skin at all. Like I said, it's a genetic lottery. If it's really going to get you down, go cry (literally) in front of your parents about it, I'm sure they'd be sympathetic enough to get you surgery considering how much you accomplished in your lifestyle change (assuming you don't relapse and start packing down six pizzas at a time...over 90% of dramatic weight losers do eventually put the weight back on, statistically speaking).
Good luck. The only thing I would recommend you do without surgery is to wait it out and get A LOT of sunlight and vitamin D to help your skin stay healthy.
Also, stretch marks are scar tissue. Short of surgically removing them, you got 'em for life, kid. At least you could easily fit into the emo crowd...hell, you'd be king of the emo kids with all those scars.
