I'm a small/scrawny guy, but I've always had a bit of flab on my belly. I'm doing crunches, pushups, and running to try and get rid of it (bulking up not really what I'm looking for). What else can I do? (I don't think diet's a problem; I cook asian meals)

I'm seeing some results, but there's a second problem: lines. The flab has retreated somewhat, but it's left behind little creases on my stomach. Not ridges (I don't have those kinds of abs), but little creases where it used to fold. Will it go away?

tl;dr - How do I burn moar fat without bulk? Does swimming help? Also, do "fat creases" go away?

Hey OP, here's an idea, how about instead of coming here and asking your stupid vapid
questions you go and actually read up on fitness, health and diet? you know,
empower yourself and shit?
if you want to be healthy and fit, why don't you read about what healthy and fit people do?

tl;dr: Go read moron.

You can't target fat, just jump on a treadmill and run

The creases on your stomach should disappear with some time. Maybe crunches won't help much but try jogging every now and then. And yes, swimming does help a lot.
