SQUATZ

Start doing some pull-ups, dips, cleans, and presses. Those will put some serious mass on your upper body. Pull-ups will probably do so the most for you, actually.

Squatter here.
In only one month, i went from being able to do 0 pullups to being able to do 6 in a row.

Enjoy your curls while i take the express lane to sucess.

welcome to failsville, population you.

in less than 5 months, doing a full body workout featuring deadlifts, bench presses and squats, my weight has dropped from 220 lbs to 205. my bench has gone from 185 max to 345 max; deadlifts are at 515 and my chest has grown from 42 to 46 inches.

i've done no cardio and i eat 5-6 times a day.

keep staying small buddy. i'm laughing at you begging /fit/ for help when you're refusing the exact gospel they preach when it actually works.

jealous fag. why not just type in green because you're so envious.

what's the matter? you have no discipline and are failing at your own routine, so you imagine that no one else could possibly succeed where a precious, awesome snowflake like you with a cabinet full of "Participant" trophies hasn't shown progress? fuck you fag.

I push myself. I did my research, on my own. I keep records and have a goal each time i'm in the gym. i am getting results, as are many other people here. if you try you can succeed.

but you? keep on failing lil guy.

The first time I tried to do pull-ups I was able to do 6 of them easily. Fail.

But seriously, everyone else is right, full body workout.

Except that these acrobats rarely do weight and do more callisthenics and gymnastics training, so he's gonna grow up normal and ripped and get all the chikz.

>gymnastics training
Which causes 10x more pressure on growth plates than weight training but whatever.

Partially why I had a hard time being a gymnast. I was as tall as my instructor who was probably 18-20 when I was in the 3-4th grade. I had to worry about hitting my feet on the bars. freaked me out.
