Sweat, do you speak it mother fucker? Anonymous
Hey fit.

Todays topic is sweat. Does it mean anything?
I've noticed personally as I've come from doing absolutely nothing to continueously pushing myself that I sweat alot more. And not just when I work out. When I started I never used to sweat. However now that I am in a state of acceptable health, I find that whenever I get nervous or almost and high levels of emotion I tend to sweat a little, but only under my arms.
However when I work out my head sweats out a bucket, but the rest of my body only just gets a bit damp.
Also when I bike ride for a bit of cardio I've noticed I no longer sweat when I ride, however when I stop riding I have a full 10 minute phase where I am exceptionally hot in the face and sweat like crazy.

Is this normal? What exactly does sweat indicate in regards to health/fitness/diet/etc

I don't normally have a problem with sweating, but my face goes red all the time - times when I should be embarrassed, but I never actually am - I just go red!

DAMN YE, FAIR SKIN AND RED HAIR!
