'Sup /fit/ ok, so here's the deal; I want to lose some weight (what a shocker) and I know I've got to keep my metabolic rate constant throughout the day.

I don't have a problem eating a meal, but it's difficult to keep my meals small, so I've decided I'll have a moderately sized meal in the morning and the rest of the day find a way to keep my metabolic rate up without going overboard on my food craving.

Is there a small thing I can sort of graze on that will be good for my metabolic rate?

Eat S-L-O-W-E-R. Stop when you are no longer hungry. Notice I didn't say stop when you are full. If you positively have to eat SOMETHING you can eat green veggies which have very few calories after counting the fiber (broccoli, green beans, celery, lettuce).

I've been counting calories for a month now and I've lost 8 lbs. since May 25th of this year.
I hear eating a big breakfast will make you less hungry the rest of the day and it'll give a great kick in the ass to your metabolism and it'll speed up. Also, provide weight and height and age.

The crazy rule about losing weight is: it can take a few weeks to a few months for your body to adapt to a new diet. Yes. That does work for you. If you quit giving up.

I started my new lifestyle diet in a week and a fucking love it.

OP: I used to be like you I would always have huge meals and then starve 4-5hours later and gorge myself again. All it takes is alot of willpower for the first week and you will see the difference and change. I every 3 hours which gives me tons of energy and I'm never hungry It's fucking awesome. Just set a alarm on your phone or something every 3 hours and eat something healthy, (lean protein and complex carbs being best) you will love your new lifestyle and stick to it.

JUST DO IT FAGGOT DO IT FOR ONE WEEK
