I'm only going for about 5lbs more before the end of the summer/start of fall. I'm already at like 142lbs, the top of my weight class is 148.
To be clear, guys, I don't recall ever rolling in here and saying my body was the shit. I don't train for size, for symmetry, for aesthetics, or any of that shit. I am in the middle of a 12 week powerlifting split getting ready for my next USPF meet in August.
I'm sure some of you are true bench queens and curl monkeys, and that's fucking great for you. Keep up the hard work.
