Advise me /fit/ Anonymous
I've been out of the gym for about three weeks now, got lazy and had to deal with school and work but I've got a month or so before I leave for Europe. Would it make sense to to do lower-intensity Rippetoe sets mixing in HIIT and cardio and body weight excercises (pullup, pushup, leg raises, etc.) to try and maintain size but get some fat off? Obviously diet is important too, I take adderall so maintaining a deficit isn't that big a deal if I have no appetite.
