Hey guys, I'm 17 5'9'' and about two years ago I weight 190 lbs, now I'm down to 170 lbs. Checking my body fat (13.80%) I'm in between ideal and average (my frame is sort of large).Does /fit/ think I should start weight training or should I do something else?Pic related as it's me.
You should remove some of that bodyhair.
Start running and burn off some of that fat.Sit ups would be a good idea too.
