So yes, I fucking realize I'm a weakling and I'm trying to do something about it but after like 3 months I have nothing to show for it. Maybe you have advice like 'eat more' well fuck, I eat so much food ALL day it's unbearable (after a while I gave up on "healthy" fat-loss food and now I just eat everything, lots of chicken, lots of eggs, lots of fish). I'm beginning to wonder if I got a worm from eating shit food in NY or if I'm just retarded. Yes I'm retarded in that I don't have a program I follow (I just do 5x5 squats, bench, pullups/chinups, deadlifts, curls 2-3x a week) but I'm wondering if I pulled the short straw with my body, not just my brain. >Yes, kill me now because life sucks.
