Should go up fast and hard (but controlled) and slow the way down for atleast 2 seconds if you wanna build some size.
However, if FULL broad shuolders are your goal, try doing these, aswell as military press and dumbell rows to maintain balance.
Dips are also another favourite for shoulders.
