What is a good daily exercise set for a guy to do that doesn't require any equipment (b/c no money) and will remove fat (especially face and abdominal fat) and build definition?

It doesn't need to bulk me up, just fight doughiness.

Find out where the firefighter training area is for your area's department, a lot of them have a 4-5 story stairs tower. Great workout potential for obvious reasons and it's free to use unless they're doing testing.

Or just be generic and run/jog.

Anywho, yeah, stairs. So easy to HIIT with them. I have 3 flights right outside my front door.
