Hay fit,

I want to get broad shoulders.

Am I doin' it right? (Pic related)

Wich other exercises do you recommend?

Lateral raises are great. Military press as well.

- Keep movements slow
- Keep your back straight
- Do not raise weights past shoulder level

Wrong, movement should be quick, hands should start at side of hips, not infront to avoid swinging backwards and forwards.

Should go up fast and hard (but controlled) and slow the way down for atleast 2 seconds if you wanna build some size.

However, if FULL broad shuolders are your goal, try doing these, aswell as military press and dumbell rows to maintain balance.

Dips are also another favourite for shoulders.
