Sup /fit/, i've been lifting alot recently, but i want to get some different cardio in (Besides HIIT), so im looking into boxing.

I used to box at a gym, had 2 fights and won both. So i know the skeletal basics.
Here is my problem, i want to buy a punching bag but i can't choose between a B.O.B bag (pic related) or a Heavy bag.
What is each one good for?, I want to get a harder and fast punch.
halp?
Also, I don't really understand how a speed bag helps you, don't you basically just slap the bag?

16 oz gloves and a 180 lbs punching bag and your set

Get a heavy bag. BOBs are kind of flimsy, or at least the ones I've tried are.

Forgot to mention, i have gloves/wraps already.
Why do you say the heavy bag over the BOB?

Speed bags (and floor to ceiling) help with coordination and judging where it's going to be.
