I do HIIT twice a week on a bike after school on my ride home. This is usually around 3 hours before I go to sleep. Am I robbing myself of the "burn more calories throughout your day" aspect by sleeping or am I still burning more while sleeping?

Also is riding a bike on actual streets in any way worse than on a stationary for HIIT?

Not sure about the first question... and I have never used any real spin machines, but I have spent lots of time on rollers and cycleops trainers and I think they don't compare to the real thing.

If you can put real mileage on for your HIIT, then do it... Also, sauce on pic?
