How do you rate against this table? This is for 1 Rep Max

The standards (not norms) presented in the linked tables below represent a 1RM performance (in pounds) that can be reasonably expected of an adult athlete at various levels of training advancement using standard full range-of-motion barbell exercises with no supportive wraps or suits.

Untrained

Expected level of strength in a healthy individual who has not trained on the exercise before but can performit correctly. This represents the minimum level of strength required to maintain a reasonable quality of life in a sedentary individual.

Novice

A person training regularly for a period of 3-9 months. This strength level supports the demands of vigorous recreational activities.

Intermediate

A person who has engaged in regular training for up to two years. The intermediate level indicates some degree of specialization in the exercises and a high level of performance at the recreational level.

Submaximum loads may be used to estimate one rep maximum values using the One Rep Max Calculator.

I would call myself a Novice.

My press is dead between untrained and novice

My bench is dead on novice

My squat is almost on the novice but not quite there.

My deadlift in on the intermediate

I don't do much power cleans so it's poor. just about untrained.

Currently my lifts are well past "Advanced" but not quite to "Elite."

My Bench Press: 350-360
Advanced Level: 306-318 (my weight is between levels)
Elite Level: 381-395

Which fits. I've been lifting for a long time, am trying to get better all the time, and moving towards hopefully competing this summer in an Amature Natural Body Building competition.

Current weight: 237 (and dropping consistently)
Goal Weight: 210 (For June 1)
200 (Contest)

We'll see how that goes.

Pick a weight you can do 10 times or whatever, enter it into that calculator, it will estimate.
