Hi.
A few months ago I noticed a small spot on the top of my glans, in the urethra opening. Having had sex for the first time with someone I didn't entirely knew I was a bit scared. I did a set of blood STD checks and the results were negative.
I have also went to an urologist who looked at the penis, but I didn't mention this particular spot. He said he didn't see anything unusual.
But the spot is still there and it worries me.
What do you think it could be?
Before that sexual relationship I had a more 'rough' masturbation experience that ended up with a little bit of blood coming out of my urethra. I guess this was due to a) excess friction and b) lack of lubrification. It only bleed that time and I stop worrying about it.
Do you think that this spot could be a scar from that experience?

Pic related, it's an artistic rendition of my penis.

Now that you mention it, I was given head before noticing it.

Did you ever had a similar thing happening to you? The girl did give me several hickies (the most prominent of them in the neck) but they lasted for a week tops. But isn't it strange that the spot is still there after months?

Your first time, or first time with her?

My first couple of times (rode bareback) I had a red mark on my glans and thought I got herpes or HPV, turned out it was basically a friction burn.

Other fun stories of me being a HUGE hypochondriac.

I thought I got AIDS when I felt nauseous a few days after getting a tattoo and giving blood.

I thought I had oral HPV when I got some white bumps (lol, canker sores) on the inside of my cheeks and lips a month or two after fooling around with a girl.

Thought my fordyce spots were some STD when I was younger (before I ever had any sexual contact).

Got a boil/ingrown hair near my taint and thought I had herpes (once again, before I ever had sexual contact).

My first time.
I, too, am a huge hypochondriac. I didn't rest until I had a bunch of lab tests made.
The thing here is that I have the spot for several months now. It hasn't grown but it hasn't gone away. I'm just wondering what it might be.
I'm assuming it is related to that time I bled a little. Maybe a scar or something. But I'm still worried.

I'd suggest going back to your urologist and specifically asking him about it. If he didn't notice it, it is most likely nothing horrible. But it will do you a world of good to have that off of your shoulders.

Dude...fuck!

I have the EXACT same lump in the EXACT same place on my dick. I've had it as long as I remember. I think I got it when I stuck my dick in a drawer, it got stuck and I panicked and pulled out and ripped something. I went to the hospital in a dress and old doctors were touching my dick.

But yeah.
