cheap workout solutions Anonymous
What is the cheapest, best way to start working out at home? College student, starving, etc. I try to spend money on good food (and actually do) so nutrition is not a problem.

SQUATZ etc requires lots of money. I was wondering what a good solution is.

I have seen pullup bars, but they screw into your door frame which wouldn't work in an apartment. I have been doing box pistols (too weak to do real ones) and many leg raised pushups and am looking for something more.

Regards

Cheap workout?
Hit the floor and do some pushups, situps, stretching and such. Go jogging a few days a week.
If you can find a place to do pullups, do that :

you wont get good resulsts if you have poor nutrition. buy sandbag and do squats. or while at it, being the poor hobo you are, squat trash cans.

question, how can I squat 2x bodyweight if sandbags only carry like 50 pounds? Or is there some method of lifting the sandbags that I'm missing

you dont have much choice, you cant do back squats with something huge unless its a barbell. front squats with sandbags are challenging. that or just found the meanest looking rock.

are lower weight front squats, while challenging, mostly a factor of balance and not physical leg intensity?

Making back squats superior?

i did front squats when i was in vacation with rocks its just like a back squat but you can use less weight because it uses muscles differently or maybe because of the way the weight is placed on your shoulders.

whoops forgot.. Backpack filled with books, should I bearhug it, aka is it bad for my back to 'wear' it while squatting?

I have one right here.. I'll probably just bearhug to prevent injury.

SQUATZ are good for the soul

overhead squats, yes, to an extent (but you'll doubtfully ever get to that point), but front squats being 'too athletically oriented'??? lol...way to find ANY EXCUSE to avoid actual 'work' like all the other fags on this board who crave the pat on the back that "its ok not to squat" and "leg presses are fine"

Pushup, situps, and running. srsly. I was skinny and gross and no muscle definition before I joined the army, now I am sexy and socialy awkward, after just doing those three exercises.
