How's it going, /fit/?
I'll try to keep this short. Basically, I've lost quite a bit of weight recently, and now I'm pretty darn skinny. Like 99lb Christian-Bale-in-the-Machinist skinny. (started a new college, and suffered from stress, and generally didn't eat very often because of it.) So now my mother (18, still live at home. inb4 underageb&) taken me to the doctor's to get some protein shit to build myself up again. I've also been told to eat a whole lot more, too. My main concern is that I'm immediately going to store this away as fat since I've not been eating much. I was thinking about doing around 200-300 sit-ups or toe-touches every night before bed to combat this, and perhaps gain a six-pack. Is that a good plan, or are there any other regimes I should follow?
