hey /fit/
seeing as /b/ is down (again) i thought i would ask for some advice.
I just got a job at an Italian and Mediterranean restaurant (delivering and making pizza's and kitchen work).
I have realised that I am now on a very high carb diet. Working there from Saturday to Tuesday nights, eating pizza or pasta for dinner.
I told my friend that I got the job and he recommended I go to a gym to put on the muscles. Thing is, I cbf going to a gym or signing up.
I'm now driving on average 500-700KM a week now cause of driving to uni and deliveries.
I'm ~172cm and ~65kg.
I know I'm asking the impossible, but are there any exercises I can do without going to a gym? (body weight exercises/buying some weights).

tldr: on high carb diet, want to gain muscle without going to gym.

do all of these:
pushups(Wide grip/close grip), pull up(Wide grip/close grip), chins up, dips, squatz, crunches., running.

That's basically a full body work out. Break it into at least three days(pushup day/pull up day/squatz day) . Look at http://hundredpushups.com/ for an idea of how many sets/reps of each exercise you should be aiming for. If you need more weight fill a bookbag with whatever heavy shit you can find.

If you are going to run/do cardio do it after you work out so that you won't be tired for your workout.
Do crunches everyday because they kind of suck.
