Hey /fit/ i'm a 20 yr old male and am trying to get a 6 pack, i'm 6 foot tall 145 pounds. and have decent pectorals, i just cant seem to get very defined abdominal muscles i know they are there somewhere cos i can feel how hard it is when i push on my stomach, i tried to just drop weight but its just making my ribs visible, anyone have any good excercises cos i feel these sit ups must be excercising the wrong part or something
