Anyone had any experience with egg white protein powder? The stuff I just bought is pure powder, no added flavors or any of that shit. I've read that egg protein is supposed to be some of the best.

egg protein is superior to whey. even if you aren't lactose intolerant. i actually spent a considerable amount of time researching this about 2 years ago.

egg is simply the perfect protein, better for your brain/health.

Whey has no lactose. Enjoy.

Egg protein has a slower release in between whey and casein. I imagine all three together would provide a steady long lasting flood of amino acids to the muscles.

yea ti is mostly celiac people (no gluten) who dont eat whey, not lactose intolerant people. whey has gluten and egg protein doesn't.

does egg white protein have unhealthy amounts of cholesterol?

it has like zero. cholesterol is in the yolk. this is why some body builders eat egg whites... all protein is in the white.
