S'up fit.
I always used to be a chubby girl. About four years ago I got some fucking sense and decided to do something about it. Didn't do it the right way, of course. I was another 'DO NOT EAT!' girl. And then I got actual sense, and decided, 'oh, this isn't good, lol'.
Four years later I'm now 5'6 and 168 lbs, and feel terrible. Most of my weight has gathered around the top of my thighs, lower legs, and arms.
I hate going to the gym, and I don't run. Anyone know some exercise which will aid shaping my legs, and getting rid of some arm fat, too? Much appreciated.

For your legs, try a mixture of jogging and tai chi, alternating one for the other each day. Example: Sunday run, Monday Tai Chi, Tuesday run...etc.
Not sure how to help about the arm fat. What kind of food do you eat? Are you on a diet, or still starving yourself?

I took up smoking like 3 years ago and started eating once a day when I was 170lbs. Now I'm 120lbs.

There is no exercise that will remove fat from a specific area.

Your body stores fat in certain places based on genetics. As you reduce your calorie intake and increase calorie consumption, your body will have to use it's energy stores (fat) to keep up with the demand.

So, what you have to ask yourself is what you can do to reduce your calorie intake (eat less, drop certain foods out of your diet, eat healthier) and what you can do to increase your calorie consumption. People already use quite a bit of energy simply maintaining body heat and other normal functions. You'll need to do something like biking, swimming, running on a treadmill, or some other kind of workout that gets your heart pumping and makes you breath heavily for a decent amount of time (basically that feeling you get after you sprint 30 feet).

You may have to get over your hate of the gym. In order to really change your body you have to have a strong desire to, there is no easy way, you have to want it and want it bad enough that you'll give up things you may not want to give up and get over some dislikes.

I eat pretty healthily~ plenty of pasta and things like that in my diet, I'm a vegetarian, and I rarely eat sweet things. There's no problem as such with the amount of calories I'm consuming, but I guess the whole cardio thing is the one step away, as such.

Eat less, exercise more, spot reduction is a myth.

Start by reading other threads. This has been stated 4 times in the past hour, you can't just lose fat from targeted areas. Its marketing bullshit. Yada yada yada. Set up a cardio rotation. Yada Yada. Lose fat from whole body at once. Yada Yada.

You probably hate going to the gym because it's boring. Bring an mp3 player.
