hey /fit/,recently i've been eating more junk than usual and staying up at night eating while watching movies cause i'm on holidays and as of a result i've aquired a STOMACH.Tomorrow I'm going to eat healthy foods again and i'll stop eating at night AND i'd like to lose that excess flabroll..What exercises would you recommend? I hear SITUPS are ineffective so I'm thinking regular exercises but i'm not sure what..TLDR: Help me lose belly fat
