I just got finished reading most of this, its a pretty solid book, considering all I had to do was go down to my local library and pick it up. Only thing its missing is dieting issues (which it might cover, I still have a few chapters to read) but outside of that, it goes right through the basics and answers a lot of questions about lifting weights.
so... any tips? something that hasnt been covered thoroughly in the short lifespan of this here board?
i've read that book. it's fucking useless and full of misinformation. the section on squatting in particular made my head hurt.google search poliquin principles rapidshare. it's a good start.
