/fit/ i fucked upit's 1:15 in the morning and i'm not tired and really depressed.so i just went downstairs and ate a ton of food.i can feel my body fat increases and its making me feel worse. what's the best thing i can do right now to reverse this?

Just go to bed, exercising now is only going to ruin your sleep. The best thing to do is forgive yourself just this once, and swear an oath to Odin to never do it again.
