I have a weight bench (also included an attachment for leg raises), and a 5 ft bar, with about 200 lbs worth of plates-- plates are always in high abundance on craigslist.
I have a pull-up bar, with a built-in dip station.
I have two adjustable dumb bells.
I have two piece of thick foam rubber, so I don't hurt my knuckles on my garage's concrete floor while doing pushups.
If you need ANYTHING MORE THAN THIS (weight aside, ofcourse) you're probably a faggot.
Okay, okay, you can have a power rack if you want. But I'd personally just go find a couple sturdy old barrels or something.
