maybe people don't get the corelation, that skinny for your height , doesn't make you in shape. and muscular endurance and cardiovascular endurance are completely different. you can be cut, and have no cardio, you can be chubby and have great cardio. you can average looking and have great of both or horrible of both. get it right people, jog a mile 3 times a week lift weights 2 times a week, eat right , live long, fuck women.
