Hey /fit/

Is it harmful for a skinny beginner to drink milk while training instead of water?

I could probably down like 1,5liters in one training session without even actively trying to drink it. currently I drink both 1,5liters of water and a half liter recovery drink and after that my stomach is a bit full and I'm not as hungry as I'd like to be when I get home. I don't think I need the recovery drink anyway...

So, drink milk in gym for thirst when trying to gain some fucking mass y/n?

Milk is made to make people fat, as are all dairy products. Fuck that shit.

P.S. This anon is lactose intolerant.

Milk is made for superior northern europeans who evolved to digest lactase into adulthood and pwn brown people for centuries. it will make you fat if you sit on your ass but so will steak.

yeah well I've been drinking a lot of it my whole life and right now I'm at 180lbs and 6'4'' with a single digit fat % after bulking hard for two months.

I know milk activates the digestive system which is of course bad for training but is it really so bad that I shouldn't even consider it?
