whattup /fit/

my test for mono just came back positive which means i get to look forward to being sick for like a month. anybody here have tips and tricks on what's best to eat/drink/take during mono? right now i'm trying to eat 2 times a day and drink a lot of G2. i'm also taking airborne immune system supplements, http://www.airbornehealth.com/products_index.php *chewable kind* which i think is probably a pretty good idea. so anybody else with previous mono experience know what's best to eat/drink etc to make me feel less fatigued and lethargic?

also for the past 6 months i've started and maintained an exercise routine that typically consisted of me lifting weights and running ~5 days per week. i've added a good amount of muscle and lost a good amount of fat. i am currently at 6'2 175 and i was just starting to get quite toned. how far back will not exercising for a month or so set me? and how long will it take for me to get back to where i'm at right now?

thxXx

when I got mono I just ate more food, mostly fruit since I figured I was just tired from not eating enough. That and more water and you should be good to exercise a bit
