Fuckin' back. Anonymous !Sjb6yJ5qN6
Anyone elses back shaped like this?
Is this normal? A buddy of mine told me that the arch in my back was abnormal, and I don't like the word abnormal when it relates to me.

hmm could be lordosis. nothing you can really do about it though. if it gives you pain try exercising your back more.

Yep, you're fucked up. Quit tilting your pelvis forward.

I don't tilt anything forward. At least not intentionally.

It may not be intentional, but you're doing it. At least it sure looks like it in this terrible picture. Take a photography class.

Pelvis.

A doctor can tell you whether your back is abnormal, but for the most part, an arch or slight sway in the back is perfectly normal. You probably would've been diagnosed with scoliosis or another physical abnormality as a kid if you had one, so assuming you don't experience an unusual amount of back pain, you're probably fine. If anything you probably just have bad posture.

Didn't we answer this already?

"monkey butt"
"lordosis"

weak anterior abs, strong quads
strong back erectors, weak gluts
