They are advertised at my local health/nature shop as "helping you keep your muscle while burning fat" and i wonder what experience /fit/ has with this supplement.

cla is good, but dont expect it to burn all your fat off. it helps when you are dieting and exercising properly. Not to mention is fairly cheap. I wouldnt buy it through your local store (or any supplement for that matter). You can almost always find supps cheaper on the internet. Make sure its actually cla and not some "Proprietary formula" containing cla because that just means they pixiedusted it

I used to take redline, that stuff at best is average and you'll crash pretty hard off of it. I buy thermogenesis off line and they work pretty well. Be sure to drink a lot of water with it.

Anything they sell at GNC energy pill wise, I could take double the dose off and take a nap, their stuff is weak. Of course I used to take the old Ripped Fuel like they were in a Pez so my tolerance is really high for that stuff now.

Did you know dietary supplements aren't required by law to prove their claims?

I wish they were. Dietary supplement regulation would benefit the health of others, and lower healthcare costs too.
