How many calories am I burning with a basic dumbbell routine, say 3 sets of 10 reps over 5 exercises?

23, 5"11', 82kg (180lb)

Yeah no shit Captain Obvious.

Does anyone have a real answer for me?
>> Anonymous

That's not necessarily true. My friend burns calories like a madman. He can basically get the same amount of work done just by lifting weights that would take any other person an hour of cardio.

burn with cardio

listen you stupid shit, if you're too lazy to do this stuff on your own, quit lifting now. you just don't get it.

did you google, you lazy sack of shit? did you see what it asks? "how long did you exercise for" and "what was the intensity?"

well? your less than useless op says nothing about that.

i know, it's sooooooo hard to figure things out on your own. you're completely worthless.

We're not calorie counting machines. We know how much WE burn our OUR exercises because we've researched for ourselves on these kind of calorie counting sites. Each persons workout is different and us guessing how much you burn from our estimates would be even shittier than the already somewhat shitty estimates these sites give you.

tl;dr
just look up your own stuff like we did and ask not so google obvious questions here.
