but really, i'd run a little bit anyways on off-days. Then again i love running, and my summer lifeguarding job depends on it, and my (hopefully eventually) future PJ career depends on it

no not really. If you put on significant muscle your bodyfat% will probably go up, so running won't be useful until then.

He's a skinny cunt, his bodyfat will be negated by this fact. Your first reply guy has got it right in a sense. Sprinting is an anaerobic exercise and jogging/running is good for long term endurance and other systems of the bodies. I would say that if you can't run a mile without getting out of breath that you're a cunt (regardless of how buff you are) but if you sprint you would still be training your heart (granted you will have to sprint more than twice) and could more than likely run further without a problem.

I do think that my heart is something that really needs training. Im not flabby skinny i'm just skinny skinny, there's basically no flab anywhere on my body. But i get tired out really easily so i was wondering if running would change that.
