Theres a difference between low-carb and no-diets. The majority here when they are cutting go on the basis of 40P%/20C%/20F%. Reading through some of venuto's stuff he said he never goes over 100g carbs a day, the point is carbs give you energy, but you do not need excess energy if you aren't going to be using it.
