give some help here.
i'm 6' 3" 155lbs (real fuckin thin)
i worked out for the first time in 5 months two days ago. (im trying to get into good shape)
i worked my biceps, triceps, back, and chest.

i was also very drunk when i went to the gym

anyway, its been 2 days since, and my biceps are still sore as hell. everything else has recovered.
i cant even properly extend them without it hurting like a crazy sumbitch.

is this because its been so long?
also, any 5 day workout plans would be appreciated.

That's a very small and isolated muscle you know.

Bench, Squat (free weight squatting, no machines) and deadlift. Take what you think is a lot of food each day and eat twice that much. Come back and ask more questions after doing that for 6 months.

If you got sore, a 5 day routine is too much.

Just do a full body routine 3x a week for a month or two.
