sup /fit/, I've been cutting for the past few months and had some pretty noticeable gains(and losses) in fatand while I still have a stomach and plenty of noticeable fat I've been told I should start lifting and focus more on building more muscle masswhat's required to do this?I mean other than lifting heavy ass weights, do I need to eat more even though I still have noticeable fat or do I just cut out the cardio?
Cutting is bad for you it's like a going on a diet you grow out of it and stop doing it. It's better to just have a workout and stick to it and make it part of your life.
