Hey /fit/ im in a contest with a friend to lose as much weight as possible in 3 months. He weighs 219 and I weigh 205. I already swim a lot of laps every day and lift weights. I need to know what foods I can eat to help lose the weight. Can you help me?

Oatmeal in the morning, vegetables and chicken/fish at noon, same in the evening. Drink water and only water.
