Hey /fit/. Question time.

Can I get 6-7 kilos of muscle mass in a month if eating correctly and training correctly.

I've been going to the gym for about 3-4 months, and I gained about 6 kilos of muscle mass.

Is it possible in a month. I have the whole July free, so I can train a whole day if I want too.

Just lifting at the gym (nothing too extreme), eating plenty of good food.

If you want a good program for it that may well work for you try Stronglifts 5x5 beginners program (google it).

Just re read the first post, unlikely that you can after the initial gain, theres a limit to how hard you can train without it being counter productive. Training a whole day won't be of benefit.

I just used that to say how much free time I had :D

Also thanks for Stronglifts 5x5, I'll try it out for 3 or 4 weeks.
