anyone else get wicked horny after they lift?

i just did squats, lunges, goodmornings, bridge thrusts, and calf raises, and my cock is tearing through my shorts because i can't stop thinking about my ex coming over later. Doing sprints will give you huge hamstrings.

Lie on back (preferably on mat or soft surface), arms down your sides with fingers spread if you need support, knees bent about 90 degrees. Push butt up off floor, using one leg (two if you're a weakling). Should target your hamstring pretty well. Concentrate on keeping hips level.

My physiotherapist makes me do this with a medicine ball against a wall.
