you're what's wrong with /fit/.
I agree with everybody that's stated that just have the rest of your meals as per normal, maybe have them smaller portions. Or hell, if not just have all the rest of your meals properly, let this be your cheat meal.
You'll find it's actually good for you once in a while. Metabolic kick.
Get up early tomorrow and work out as usual.. you might even find that at the end of this week your fat loss may be higher than normal.
