I was wondering if I could get your thought's on working out twice a day. Other than school and work I don't do much and am usally sitting at a desk or lying down. Do any of you exercise twice daily? Have you lost weight faster? Is it a waste?

Depends on what you are trying to do. If you are trying to bulk up/strength train you don't want to over train. The rest is an important part of the muscle gain.

If you are trying to lose weight...the more exercise you do the more calories you will burn.

Yeah, just going in for another 30 min run or maybe elliptical
