sup /fit/. i started working out and eating right about 2 months ago. ive lost 20 lbs so far. i still have this damn crease in my skin in teh center of my stomach. anyone know what this is caused of? im 6'0" and 180. im not overweight, yet i still have this damn crease!

It's called you're still fat. You can be fat at any weight. You're out of shape. Accept this and continue your progress. Failure ALWAYS comes when people lose some weight and then go "Oh, I'm fine now!", when in reality they're still fat, all they did was shrink their level of fatness.

You can either continue to lose weight and you should look fine at 150 or 160, or you can try to maintain your current weight and replace fat with muscle. Depends on what your goal is. It's easier if you just want to be thin and lean looking, all you do is diet and cardio. If you want muscles, you gotta work for it.

This is where women have men beat. Getting in shape as a woman just means being thin and having a little bit of muscle. Men have to be LOL HULK.

ie you slouch on the computer
