300 calories whole wheat pasta (1cup)
80 calories tomato sauce (1/2 cup)
210 calories white albacore tuna (1 can)

590 calories.

12 inch sub with like 1/4 of a pack of sliced pre-cooked chicken (think that's around 500grams per pack)

being on a "diet" is stupid. just learn to eat more healthy foods all the time and get into a better habit. not being on a "diet" also means it isn't the end of the world if you have something unhealthy, just don't make a habit of it. eating 1 bad meal out of 40+ in a week isn't a problem.

Yes but the way diet is used in popular talk is that it is temporary and just to lose weight, and not something to do for the rest of their life. It's retarded, but whatever.

This annoyed me yesterday as well when I was asked if I was on eating my "special meals" so I couldn't eat a regular dinner or something. It's like "Hey, stupid, this is going to be how it is forever so lets just both get a good meal"
