Proper SQUATZ positioning please?

From what I know, keep your knees from bending past your feet, don't bend your back, feet about a shoulder width apart.

Easiest way to think of it is sitting on a toilet, more that kind of a motion.

- feet a little more than shoulder width
- bar below shoulders
- thumbs on same side as other fingers
- elbows and shoulders back
- chest out
- look forward
- use your heels

you'll know if you're doing it wrong once you get a hernia
