Can one day of overeating ruin a week's worth of exercise and healthy eating? Anonymous
I've always wondered this. Can you actually ruin a whole week's worth of work with going overboard one day?

Will your body try to suck in fat since you've burned it up through the week, since the body wants to maintain?

no - it can even help keep your body from adapting to a lowcal diet. just keep on track and don't feel guilty and when you cheat, cheat healthy...

Yay!

Yes, you almost certainly can ruin a week's worth of progress in 1 day, but it takes an orgasmic amount of bad food to do it, and the progress lost is regained pretty quickly.

Not if you mean eating a lot of healthy stuff, but if you're stuffing your face with a big bag of candy, then I wouldn't be too excited. Go work it off.

Whoops, I'll continue that post.

...It's too much vegetables, fruit, whole grain bread, or turkey breast.

I stocked up on the healthy stuff and don't have a lot of bad options left to feast on in the house.
