canned tuna, bagged lettuce, deli meats, whole grain loafs, etc.

Although you should stop being such a faggot, be more self sufficient and prepare more elaborate meals for yourself.

The diet is half the battle. You will need to dedicate time with your diet also and not just exercise.

How about you learn to cook/prepare your own food? youll eventually HAVE to if/when you move out, might as well learn now, when fucking up means you can still eat.

Besides, cooking is fun imo, and you can fine tune the food to your specific tastes

I'd seriously suggest buying a cookbook. If you pick up one aimed at students, they usually have easy, simple and cheap recipes with clear explanations. You could learn to cook, it's a really useful skill and you'll get a feel for it quickly, then you've got control over what you eat. Also, always tastes better when you made it yourself. You'll burn and spill shit at first, but you'll get better.

If you don't wanna buy anything, just look for 'easy recipes' or something on google.

What do you mean by junk food?

Also if you want muscle building with your exercises you just need a lot of protein.

Healthy food can be really easy, man. Buy some cans of tuna and have them as a snack instead of crisps, cans of kidney beans or something too.

Don't eat ANY of that shit. The less you have of it, the less you'll be tempted to have more. If you want a snack, run down to the store and pick up some nice fruit.

And drink water, if you go cold turkey from soda binging to just water, you'll lose like 10 pounds in the first month. (Assuming there's good exercise involved too.)
