ITT: Gatroade & bikes.

is i really better then water when biking?

If your goal is performance and longevity and not weight loss, then Gatorade is fantastic.

If your goal is weight loss stay the fuck way from Gatorade.

Biking for 30 minutes at a moderate pace will only burn up like 200 calories. Drinking a full bottle of gatorade is like 200 calories. Congrats on breaking even.

Gatorade is meant to rehydrate you and keep you going for stamina and endurance during competition. It has no place in your body fat loss goal.

well if we look at the text in his post, one can only deduct that her name is Jamie Eason. I figured this out with complext algrithmic algebra and a tad bit of quantum physics for the graphical parts of the problem.

I cut my g-rade with 50% water and drink it during lifting.

The carbs in g-rade can assist in the transmission an absorbtion of whey post workout

Jamie Eason. You can find more of her if you start a /fit/ girls thread, as every other post will inevitably be of her. Alternatively, use Google.

you are a fucking dipshit. whey don't see the simple carbs, creatine does.
