Soda Anonymous
Alright /fit/ here comes a soda topic.

First off, yes we should not drink it. It is bad for us. We shouldn't choose diet or regular, we should just not drink it, we all acknowledge that.

Now, some of us partake in a fizzy drink every now and then, whether its at work, at a bar, or on our cheat days. When I drink it, its maybe one day a week if I have a cheat day. Now my question is this: diet or regular

Sure, diet has more this and less of that, and regular soda has the sugar. But you know what I've noticed? I never see skinny people drinking diet soda. They always go for the good shit. If that's because they don't drink it as much as the fatties or not, it sure seems like the only people I see drinking diet are already over weight.

Now I know that diet supposedly makes you hungrier, by somehow tricking your body into thinking its getting calories and then when the calories aren't there. But non diet soda actually gives you that quick digesting sugar that changes to body fat in record time.

So, which is the lesser of two evils?

diet or regular?

based on the info you posted, one glass of soda followed some calorie burning activities seems like the wiser choice.

the bullshit that diet coke makes you feel hungrier is fucking nuts. You know why people get fat from drinking diet coke? because they think they can eat whatever the fuck they want, just because they're drinking diet coke.

anyway, drink diet coke. remember, aspartame myths are just that, myths. of course, drink water much more, but you can have diet coke.

>I don't drink it, but I see nothing wrong with drinking soda if you take calories out of another part of your day so you still have the same amount of calories.

NOT ALL CALORIES ARE CREATED EQUAL.
