/fit/ I'm fucking sick of being skinny but not having a great fucking stomach there's no excuses, I've been weight training for 1.5 hours 4 days of the week, I want to look ripped now and lower my body fat percentage a lot.

cutting: what diet would you put yourself on? as tough as nails what would you do.
