Dear /fit/, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has had one too many caffiene/energy drinks to be healthy.

Is there anything that helps counter them, especially when you're feeling sick from them? (eg. dizziness, upset stomach)?

I am not sure if this was the right board to question, but you health fanatics seemed like the first best choice.
