how about you WORK OUT.

if your metabolism is shit, chances are you're a fatty mcfatty who doesn't work out, or even try to. even just walking boosts your metabolism. also eat properly, at least three not-huge meals a day and some snacks in between. don't skip meals, it fucks your body over.

having larger muscles on the body will get you your higher metabolism. Just by increasing muscle mass alone you burn more energy just sitting there doing nothing. Of course this will have to be maintained with more food consumption but you know that. Gaining muscle mass will help burn up fat stores faster.

the most important muscle to make bigger is the biggest one. The glutes are the biggest muscle on the body. although I'm lazy and have never checked what the second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth largest muscles are respectively. Regardless this is best worked out by doing lifting heavy weights on a barbell but uses the entire body. Several sets of squats performed several times a week will increases motherfucker. thus weight fat-weight loss and ? strength increase and the meme.

second are the quads (some sources say quads first, glutes second)
third i don't know, could be the hamstrings if you count all of them as a single muscle

Eat 5-6 meals a day, get a good amount of unsaturated fats, drink water, gain muscle, exercise regularly /thread

3rd's gotta be pecs. i know lower body exercises are criminally ignored and underrated, but let's not forget that upper body exercises are still important

From Google:
Off the top of my head:

Quads
Lats
Glutes
Pecs
Hams
Traps
Calves
Triceps
Biceps
Shoulders
Forearms
Rhomboids

I grouped gastro and soleus together just as "calves." What are obs? Obliques? I didn't order them or abs. Depending on which deltoid you're referring to, shoulders could go anywhere after calves to before rhomboids.
