Well /fit/ I need your advice...I started working out, getting ready for the marines this year, and was doing well until school let out, just sitting on my ass watching animu. I just have no motivation and only go maybe once or twice a week when I'm completely bored. Any thoughts on how I should get back to going/running every day?Pic not related.
Take up a sport or physical hobby. It'll help you get motivated to exercise.
