In my experience, when I would work out early in the morning i would sleep like a baby at night, conversely when i worked out at around 7-8pm i would have trouble falling asleep (when trying to fall asleep around 11pm), now I only have time to work out in the afternoon (around 1 or 2pm) and prefer it, I feel like I can put more energy into my workouts and i've noticed better results
