i usually finish off my chest days with dumbbell flyes or the pec deck machine. and whenever i do either, i typically feel a lot of tension just outside my arm pit but before my chest(between the two!). this is usually when I'm really spent and am on my last set or two.

it doesnt hurt or anything, am I doing it wrong or is this kinda normal? pulling too much with my arms?
