Good god, that's a gross gut.
I listen to metal when I work out most of the time, because it is conducive to adrenaline rushing, testosterone pumping RAGE. That being said, I'm not one of those assholes who walks over to the squat rack, and makes a scene for an hour with set after set, practically yelling with each rep, while his main spotter looks on, and his other 4 in his posse cheer him on even louder. In fact, I'm quite quiet.
Metal is just conducive towards asskicking and hefting some heavy poundage.
