/fit/ - I'm a fat fuck. I work in IT, I eat too much fast food and I was pretty shocked when I realised what sort of shape I was in today. I would really appreciate a general idea of what I should be eating as well as the sorts of exercises that will help me gain muscle and lose weight in a relatively fast way, whilst still being healthy and sustainable.
