If you exercise enough, you could probably eat all that shit and gain nothing.
For several months, this has been my meal every morning:
two-three cups of cereal (shit like Lucky Charms, Count Chocula, Waffle Crisp, Cookie Crisp, etc.) two pancakes with syrup
lunch: Whatever is near work (Long John Silvers, KFC, Burger King, Chik Fil A, etc.). Always eat fries.
dinner: depends, sometimes fried chicken, sometimes Mac N Cheese, whatever. Always have a bowl of ice cream, too.
I run everyday for 60 minutes. I have actually lost two lb in the passed six or so months.
