Hey all you HIIT faggots.
heres something i learned that you guys might like.

Its called the Brazilian square.

You mark out a square or a box just something with four sides the bigger the better.

You start off by jogging the entire box.
Then when you hit corner A(the corner you started on) you sprint one side of it, and jog the remaining three sides.
When you hit the corner A again you sprint two of the sides and then jog the rest.
When you hit corner A again you sprint three of the sides and then jog the remaining one side.
Then you finish it off with a full sprint around the entire box.

Then you can either go back down with a 4x0 then a 3x1 and so on until you're back until you jog the entire box or you can keep going up or stop after the entire box sprint.

Sounds good, but you should probably be sure to curve the corners a bit so they don't slow you down during sprints.
