Hey /fit/. I was just given a pull-up bar and i'd like to know how i should incorporate this into my weight lifting routine. Should pull-ups be done just as a warm up, or should i do 4 sets like my other workouts?
Do many many many pull-ups.
I like to use chin ups at the end of my workout as it's a good gauge to see how much strength you have left. If you find you can do 4-5 unassisted, you could probably pump out another set or two.
