I'm looking to begin drinking Myoplex as part of a 6 meal a day routine. I'm hoping to build lean muscle on top of keeping energized throughout the course of the day as I perform a lot of physical activities due to my hobbies and my job.I'm just wondering if anyone can tell me any pro's or cons to taking myoplex, or rather any useful advice on the subject.Pic related.
When I was losing weight and needed an additional meal that I didn't feel like making, I'd grab one of their Lite bars. Good stuff. Dunno about their shakes, I take other brands.
