I've have been really serious about getting in shape for a little more than a month now. I lift a little bit about everyday. I also have been riding a lifecycle for an hour a day 6 days a week. My main goal is to lose some weight and to look and feel good about myself.Now here is the thing, should I switch my lifecycle riding with HIIT jogging? Or is it better that I just stay with the riding. My schedule is going to get a bit tight next week so from what I've read HIIT will help me on that part. But is it worth it? How long does it take to see results and what not?
