I have a brilliant gym, friendly people around, have been given some good tips by people there.
Has everything, bench, incline bench, 4 plain benches, squat rack, 3 olympic bars, 4 shorter bars and some EZ bars etc, full range of dumbells (1kg-40kg) and multiple pairs of most massive array of good quality weights for the bar, padded floors in the appropriate areas... everything.
Also I like going for a swim after a hard workout and the showers are nice. Oh and there's some hot ass around as well, which is always good for motivation.
