/fit/ I really want to look good and become fitter, and beseech you for help. here are my stats:

60kg (125 pounds)
169 cm (5'7")
18 y/o
I have basically no muscle tone (im not fat and im not muscly... I'm just kind of "flat") and get tired after running for maybe 10 minutes.

I'm prepared to work as hard as needs be, every day, for 2 months if you can tell me what I need to do to primarily look good (i.e. six-pack, muscle tone etc...)

push ups sit ups pull ups. do as many per day as you can. when you dont feel like doing those run.

He is 18. And wants to a gain muscle. Easy. Medium amounts of work. After 2 months I have gain 2 kgs of muscle. And you can nearly see my six pack. I have much more
Work to do. But at 18 getting muscle is a shit load easier. 6 months of protien after each and every work out. And you will see the difference. Quickly. But you must be dedicated. Cheers
