i just worked out for a little bit, but now i'm hungry.

a feel like working out then eating is stupid if i'm trying to lose a little weight. is there any food that would be ok to eat? i don't want to completely void my whole workout.

better not eat anything at all. the best way to get healthy is to starve yourself. also, as you probably had breakfast today, you need to spend a couple of hours in the toilet throwing up. we don't want to see you back here until you can taste two hours ago.

if you're working out cardio then wait 30 minutes after your done and then have a protein/fruit smoothie (yum).

if you're working out weights then eat something right after you work out like a protein/fruit smoothie.

....so you won't get the same amount of calories if you eat if you wait a hour or two after you finish working out?
If you're eating healthy it won't matter anyway. Eat when you need food, don't just eat to eat, and eat healthy.
