>>418202 OP, just do what this guy says. I'm one of those people who lurks waiting for real content. I answer simple questions with what I KNOW is correct, and I always give a warning that I am not an expert. I urge people to do their own research. Some of us, however, don't really know WHERE to read. I want KNOWLEDGE right now. I am not going to change my shitty little workout routine until I am ready to make some serious commitments. I am building towards serious physical change. I have some questions OP.
I am underweight, I am successfully gaining moderate weight, building moderate amounts of muscle, and increasing my overall fitness. My ultimate goals are 1) live as long as I possibly can, 2) increase the quality of my life, 3) be as HEALTHY as I possibly can be. I, however, do not know what I should do to do this. Currently I am spending time learning about nutrition, and changing some of my eating habits so I am getting more nutrition. Would you, please, point me in the direction of solid information? I am willing to read books even! I love books.
