i am curious as to your opinion on vitamins/chemicals/compounds/whaaaatever. necessary or no?

for me, i am trying to make sure my body is getting what it needs. i exercise and eat well but im positive i'm not following the good old food pyramid's suggestions. should i be taking suppliments?

i also wanted to get something that would help with energy throughout the day and help with fat burning and toning of muscles. i'm not looking to build muscle so no thanks to any roid recommendations.

any help would be great. pic related because this place is just silly.

first of all, hydroxycut doesnt work because it contains caffeine and hydroxycitic acid. HCA should work in theory by inhibiting the enzyme responsible for converting carbs to fat in the body. however, it has yet to be shown effective in any study. second, whey is not absorbed fast. it is faster than casein but that doesnt mean its fast. its more middle of the road.
