Really atkins? From what Ive read it sounds better as forcing your body to use fat as an energy source makes sense to me?

Good luck with maintaining that weight loss once you go off Atkins.

And you will go off it. 500-800 calorie deficit and a good bit of exercise is all you need. Why deviate from the fucking time tested facts?

Oh ok so does the weight come back on easier when you go off Atkins or something?
Hmm yeh I think normal calorie counting would be easier I just thought Atkins might be faster?

When you 'go off' any diet that puts forth a set of rules that you must strictly live by, you'll gain weight. The only changes you should make in your diet are few. They include: no soda, no fast food, no candy, more vegetables, more fruits, MORE WATER, and less calories.

It's so simple that to think some people pay for books or classes is insane.

OLD CALORIE DEFIENCY DIET
unless you're like diabetic or have REAL metabolic probelms or have epilepsy.
srsly.
if you eat healthy, you're be cutting out all that sugar, white bread i.e. bad carbs anyway.
