I like to always mix up my sets in different orders. Maybe biceps, then bent over row, then tricep extensions, shoulder press, etc...

then, the next time I do my routine, maybe start out with bent over row, then press, lateral raises, then biceps...

Ok to mix up the routine to trick your muscles, or better to put them in a certain order. Also, I do two sets per exercise.

Yeah, with my home set up I use free weights, so its easy to mix things up....whatever machine/bar has weight on it gets done first!

I don't like mixing it up...I'd rather do my big combo exercises first then isolate.

example: Monday
1. Bench press
2. Incline or Decline
3. butterfly press
4. tricep kickbacks
5. dips
