Whats your favorite chest routine? Anonymous
My current routine is quite restricted because i'm a poorfag and only have access to dumbells...
So flat bench, incline, decline, neutral grip, and flys are all I've come up with. They work but i'd like to hear other options

Other than ze bench and ze flys there isn't much else you can do to target your chest. It's all pretty close to the same motion.

Bench Press.
Flys
Crossovers
Dips

That's all I can think of. There are a lot of variations.. but it's all the same principle. you can do all of those with dumbbells including weighted dips from a bench.

i don't know the accepted names for any of these exercises, but I like:

dumbbell bench press
barbell bench press
machine pec flies
flat bench dumbbell butterflies

and lastly, pushups.
