I guess some muscles won't hurt, like I don't want to be really muscly at all, just enough that I can look in the mirror and be happy with the way I look. I'd be happy with skinny even.
My ideal weight would probably be 180, so 185 might be a better goal to try...

Anything else I can add to my arsenal to help boost confidence regarding my body? Like I know keep exercising, that's a given, but any other tricks you guys do?
