how do you rotate your workouts?day one: do chest/absday two: shoulders/backday three: armsi try and do at least 20 minutes of cardio each day. is my rotation good or bad? does it matter?what do you do?
Work the whole body 1 day then if im feelin good the day after ill work out again, then prolly the next day il go for a 3-4mile run.
day 1- chest/tris/leg liftsday 2- legs/sit upsday 3- back/shoulders/bis/leg liftsday 4- restrepeat
Day 1 (monday) - BackDay 2 (wednesday) ChestDay 3 (friday) - Legs
