Dear /fit/ I use to weigh 155 at 5" 11 which I thought was pretty healthy. Last spring break though I had surgeory, and it took me 6 months to be able really to do any physical activity (chest surgeory) I dropped over 30 pounds, and last week I became completely disgusted with my body and the way I look, so I have worked out every day, for atleast a hour.Is it healthy to work out every day or should I allow my body to rest some days?
legs MWarms Tu ThORweights MWcardio or body weight Tu ThORwhatever... you can also chuck in a friday and saturday... basicly, don't work the same thing two days in a row
