But I watched the ab-ripper-x episode, and it seems like you couldn't even do that shit unless you were already a mussel god, and in that case you wouldn't need the fucking thing in the first place.tldr - p90x y/n
P90x. Fuck yeah.Download it and start with light weights.
ab ripper x is pretty intense... most of the other workouts involve dumbells though so you can scale it to whatever works for you.
Shit works. He doesn't tell you in the video but you can start ab ripper only doing 15 sets of each exercise instead of 25. I went from 24% to 14% body fat in 3 months though.
