Ok /fit/ first time on this board (inb4 gtfo) but basically i'm sick of this little paunch i've got going on. the rest of my body is fine, i'm decent-looking (apparently) but theres just this certain amount of bulge to my stomach i don't like, mostly at the bottom...what would be the best excercises to quickly and effectively remove stomach-bulge?
