Recommend some Lifts for a Runner Anonymous
I try to run five days a week, and do upper body cardio circuits in the evening, to keep the fat off and stay toned up and limber. I used to lift more, but now it's cut down to just one day a week where I do bench and deadlift/squat. If I add another day with just two lifts, what should they be? I'm thinking pullups and either bent row or shoulder press.

err huy guy, you need to deadlift and squat on alternate days, even novice lifters should be lifting heavy enough to have problems doing all those 3 exercises at once.

lift heavier, break it up- pullups BoR etc are assistance exercises.

do this:
(1)
deadlift
front squat
OHP
pullups

(2)
squat
bench
dips
BoR
