/fit/,
I've got some pretty awful eating habits, and I'm starting to suffer for it. My skin's breaking out (which it never has done before) and I'm really low on energy all the time.

How does one go about turning a full, grody diet into a full healthy one?

Pic unrelated, but sweet.

Stop eating fast food for one. That shit will do all kinds of horrible things to your body. Cutting out fast food like hamburgers and fries and shit will help.

Lower your fat intake. By like... A LOT. Don't eat that fucking candy bar. Pick up a piece of fruit instead.

Also get up and do some exercises. Sweat is good for the pores and all that crap. Try walking an hour every night in addition to regular exercise.

Are there certain types of foods that give you more energy at all? A lot of my problems go back to being low-energy.

the reason you're so low on energy is because you're raping your insides with saturated fats, salts, and sugars

drink nothing but water, eat a balanced diet (fruits, veggies, yogurt, chicken breast, oatmeal, etc), and get a full night's sleep as many nights as possible. you'll feel way better within a few days at most.
