Cat (20s each side) - stretches lower back Hamstring (20s each leg) Pretzel Stretch (20s each side) - stretches glutes Quadriceps (20s each leg) Overhead Stretch (20s each arm) - stretches muscles in arms and shoulders Crosshand Stretch (20s) - stretches upper back
I just do all of those. It's good to keep all your muscles pliable.
