I recently tried to do HIIT and i could'nt complete the two minute running fast part.
How should I train for being able to do this?
Should I:
A) Run for 30 sec, walk for 30 sec for a few cycles and slowly add time on each
or
B) Run a bit slower for the whole two minutes and jog/walk for two mins slowly adding speed after a few sessions?

If you have just started:

A) If you have been doing cardio for a few months, start on the basis of 30:30 (30 run, 30 jog).

B) If you have just started exercising, dont do HIIT. Stick to moderate intense cardio for a month, or if you want go on the basis of 30:60 / 30: 90

C) 10:12. I dont like this method, far too much pissing about maintaining speeds and watching the clock.
