/fit/, I'm a lazy bastard. I went to the gym religiously from February of this year until just 2 weeks ago. Then I skipped a week, went one day, and haven't been for another week. I was supposed to go today before work but I overslept. What can I do to get back into the swing of things?

but the the most important motivation is if you really like to exercise. If you don't like to exercise then nothing will work.
