here's what's going to happen, if you actually have any will power tubby. First you're going to cut your calories way to much, and start doing way to much exercise. You'll keep this up for at most 6-12 weeks. At some point you will stop loosing weight. After two weeks of this happening you will become discourged and stop your routine. Now, the reason you've stopped loosing weight is because your body is freaking out and thinking that your starving, so it wont let you loose weight. Soon after this you will develop a strong, uncontrolable urge to eat, and you will eat. In doing this you will gain all the weight you lost back quite quickly.
Now, if you want to do this the right way you need to CHANGE YOUR WHOLE FUCKING LIFE. I bet you drink a lot of soda, well stop right now, and if you can't quit change over to diet. Water is better. Also, stop buying all that fast food. By cutting that out you remove a huge source of fat from your diet. Also, when you go to the grocery store go with a list and make sure that you are not hungry, because shopping hungry means you will buy whatever looks good. So, stick to your list. Now the best type of exercise for you is cardiovascular. You need to 45-60 minutes of cardio EVERYDAY. Your heart rate must get over about 140 depending on your age. If it's not that high you're not working hard enough. Then slowly add in SMALL WEIGHTS. DO NOT OVER DO IT WITH THE WEIGHTS YOU WILL BE SORE AND NOT WANT TO WORK OUT THE NEXT DAY. By doing these things you should be able to loose weight in a helthy and controled manner. But I'm sure you wont do this because youre nothing more then a fat tub of shit with no will power.
