>>380972 Well, I guess I'll help. I'm not sure how much you weigh and what you want to get to, but losing 1-2 lb a week is possible. The best way I can suggest is to knock off 500 calories off of the daily amount you need (you can look this stuff up), and do some cardio and lifting. Ideally, you want to run when doing cardio, but starting off running isn't easy if you're fat or haven't been active in a while, so I suggest walking fast at first and building up. You want to get around 45 min of cardio at least 5 days a week.
