I have been bodybuilding for 3 years now, and i have been stuck a a plateau for more then 1 year.My strength increases but my size is the same.
I cant get past 170 at 10% fat.
Right now im 200lb ???% fat and i know if i cut ill get to 170-173 at 10% fat.
So i have been starting to think about juicing.
I have tried many diferent tipes of workouta and diets and i cant gat past over 170 with a low % fat.
So my Q is: should I roid or not? is there an alternative and effective product to roids?

Just alternate your workout routine, everyone gets in a plateu. if you have been in one for 1 year you should change stuff you do in the gym drastically.

Have you tried switching to lower reps, higher weights for a few weeks? Get stronger, then move back down to a rep scheme of 8-12. Always works for me.

example)
3x12 Bench press at 225 lbs
3x12 Dumbbell curl at 60 lbs

gets changed to:

3x6 Benchpress at 270 lbs
3x6 dumbbell curl at 75

Make consistent progressions on the strength routine, and when you go back to a hypertrophy routine, your previous numbers should have gone up. You break through the plateau and you'll start growing again
