So, I can't decide what to do.I started a KETO diet almost two weeks ago and I love it. But I can't decide if I should hold back on doing HIIT (I'm still going to the gym to lift weights though) or even LISS.I figure it would be better to do LISS? My heart rate seems a little bit elevated when I'm not doing anything though ): (When I stand up its about 90-100 as opposed to 85, sitting around 75-80 as opposed to 55-65)WHAT DO I DO /fit/?
