sup /fit/for most of my life i've been a gangly nerd, but lately i've been doing weight training and noticing significant improvementsmy shoulder blades, though, have always stuck out from my back in an ugly way- i think it's mainly to do with bad posture. what are good exercises for correcting this?
mine do that too... curious to hear if anyone has anything to say about this
I'm not sure what you're asking here.You want your shoulder blades... smaller?
Deadlift. Bent-over rows. Pull-ups.
wear a cape?
