Hey /fit/

I am 6'2", 270lbs

I have never worked out a day in my life, and I just tried some SQUATZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

I did 2 sets of 10, at a pathetic 45lbs

Is this mega fail?

You will probably feel awfully sore tomorrow, you shouldn't try squatz before you strengthen your joints.

If it was done with good form, you can only go up from here. Not fail, you are improving yourself, which is better than all the faggots who can't be bothered. Keep it up, and you will be amazed.

anyway, one should really start with barely any weight. i did my first sets just with the bar. it was 3 weeks before i went beyond 20lbs.

if you start your squatting with 100lbs you're doing it wrong. it's an easily attainable weight, but not a starting one.

mega win because squates

First squats are impossible. I did like just the bar for a couple weeks.

Then I lol'd and now I squat 20 pounds over my bodyweight, which is an improvement indeed.

Try just getting the form down first. You want to get a good form before you do anything. Also it is not mega fail. everyone starts of somewhere. You can only go up from there.
