>doing cardio by using a treadmill

The treadmill should tell you how many calories you burned

The longer you use the treadmill the more fat you will burn.

Also, running does not shed more calories it just works out your cardiovascular system hence the name cardio. So if you walk for x amount of time you will burn the same amount of fat you would if you were to run x amount of time.

Longer the better. When you pass out... stop.

Build up over time. Start small, at something like 15 minutes at a jog. Set a goal for yourself, something achievable. (Two miles in sixteen minutes sound good?) Work from where you are towards your goal. When you reach your goal, set a new one.

These are highest secret knowledges.

Bullshit.
Calorie expenditure depends on your heart rate, and how much you weigh.
If I jog for twenty minutes, and I'm 110 pounds, I'm going to burn a hell of a lot less calories than someone who's 250 pounds.

OP,
the smartest way to do cardio is to calculate your target heart rate, and keep it there via some sort of aerobic exercise, for 30 minutes or so.
Just look it up.

After 30 mins your glycogen storage is depleted and you start burning fat.
> 30 mins.

no
however walking x km and running x km does have a similar calorie expenditure

Heart rate has piss all to do with caloric expenditure BUT everything to do with cardiovascular toning. Calories get spent by adding energy to and removing waste from muscles.

Your theory about body weight is wrong too. A person who weighs 250 pounds but has less lean muscle than a 110 pound person (if it were possible) would burn LESS calories than the 110 pound person. Though they have to utilize more of their smaller lean muscle mass they also require less energy to fuel them. The person with greater muscle will burn the more calories.
