after july 5th i started going every day and having a set workout alternating muscle groups. In other words, I hit it hard every single day until now.

looks like you need bigger abdominals. squat/deadlift heavy as fuck for this. repeated weightless ab exercises will not give you mass there--caution.

your arms look WAY too big compared to your width...

Suggestion: work on your entire back, more deadlift, more bend over rows (alot of these, make sure you do them right), and more shoulder exercises.
