Hey /fit/ got a question for you. I am a male 5 feet 8 inches tall and 148 pounds. I am in descent shape but would like to tone up especially in my chest area. I currently bench press twice a week going from lighter weight to higher. I also swim laps three times a week. Is this to much for my chest muscles? Or is it not enough for a tone defined chest? Thanks for the help in advance.
Jesus christ you bench press AND swim? You're going to WRECK your chest. You should only bench press very light weights once every month and NEVER swim within a fortnight of bench pressing.

Tone is a fucking stupid term, but what you're doing is fine.Get a lower bodyfat % if you're totally fucking desperate to get muscle definition. Not going to explain how.
