What's up /fit/

From what I've seen on here most people eat extremely healthy meals each day. I'm just wondering, how many of you drink, how many of you drink often? I workout almost every day but drink quite a bit, I still look like I'm in really good shape.

When i was losing a lot of weight, i was still binge drinking most every weekend. I figure these were accidental "cheat days", keeping my metabolism ticking, especially combined with druken dancing and then not eating anything the next day :D

So yeah. Make it your cheat day, two birds, one stone, ect.

Or just do speed.

I've got that same "problem" I don't eat a thing the day after I've been out drinking. Not the best thing but it seems to keep my body level enough

OP here: but see, i don't do it in moderation. i drink like 5 nites a week, usually a lot of beer, Anyone else fit drink this much?

I drink a lot of Gin and Whiskey anytime I'm out of the house.
