Dieting and losing weight for a student on a budget Anonymous
I'm a student who wants to lose weight. I'm 5'11, 208lbs and unfortunately, my school canteen sucks balls. They serve wedges, chips (fries), burgers, hot dogs and other shit. The
only "healthy" thing they serve is soup.

We have 2 lunch times. One is 10:55-11:10, the other is 1:00pm to 1:50pm. I also eat breakfast a snack after school and dinner at around 8/9pm.

So, I eat about 5 times a day. Can someone be so kind and give me a list of what to eat during those 5 times? I can go shopping and get my lunch for the next say since the school sucks.

OP here.

I'm aware of the usual
- No soda
- Eat fruit and veg
- Lean meat etc

But I'm looking for a specific routine where it say something like

11:am:
- drink water
- eat this
- eat this

1pm
- drink this
- eat this
- eat this

just make your own food, or ask your mom to.
as for the list.... there are lots on the internet, avoid sat fats and sugar mostly, and go to www.johnstonefitness.com it helped me alot i lost 10 kilos in a month,since you are very young too, you will lose weight fast as long as you become really into it.

Breakfast -- Oats+skim milk+egg white+banana
Snack -- Fruits(4)
Lunch -- Chicken Breast on whole wheat+veggies
Snack -- Tuna+Cottage cheese
Dinner -- Soup+Veggies

eggs or oats with skim milk and a banana

snack

rye bread with natural pb or almondbutter

lunch

tuna wrap in whole wheat wrap or rye bread (use hummus with a bit of mustard instead of mayo)
fruit

snack
salad with a balsamic dressing

dinner
meat with rice or a pasta dish
cup of veggies

before bed

cottage cheese

my diet is something like so, i drink lots of milk and water throughout the day, but id advise you to skip out on the milk. If you can afford some whey, its a good snack idea..all protein no bad stuff.

For burgers, just go w/out the burger and eat it like a steak; some pepper and tabasco.
