Man, that's pathetic.
If you really cant get a plugin mini-fridge & mini-oven (they exist!) get canned salsa, beans, tuna, veggies, fruit, bread, peanut butter and MULTIVITAMINS. (all things you dont have to cook or refrigerate). Add eggs & fresh stuff instead of canned if you get the fridge. It's way cheaper than eating out and quick. Even eat out with junk food.
Also you just got to take it easy, bit by bit. Make a daily habit of exercising some how, be it a 1 hour walk, walk run spurts, or something like that. Intense chest pain comes from pushing yourself too hard at first. Exercise an amount that you've felt you huffed and puffed, but not the point where your dieing. You'll notice in a few weeks that you'll get better and better. If you really want to exercise inside (pollen,etc), pretend your skipping rope without a skip rope and you'll get your heart beating fast!
