HOW THE FUCK DO I FIX MY SLEEP SCHDULE
also how important is it to go to sleep at say 10-12 and get up around 9-12?

my sleeping schedule has been so fucked lately and i go to sleep at like 4 and get up at around 12-1

luckily I have no morning classes to deal with or this would really be hell but I guess I can blame it on that

inb4 hard reset, it doesn't work for me when I've been going like this for 3 months

Hard.

I too have that problem. On week days I sleep 4 hours in the evening and 4 hours in the morning.

On weekends I go to bed like at 2-3 and get up at 12.

Not OP.

Hey OP, my sleeping pattern is shit too. I'm in bed at 11pm and awake at 6am for classes. Most of the time I'll read a book in bed, so I get a maximum of five hours. It really fucks me up, but I'm too busy to sleep.

And is it a result of sitting on your ass playing a computer/tv or something like work in the evening?

Basically, stop eating about 14 hours before you want to wake up. Worked for me, although the first night was weird, not hungry, but kept waking up and falling asleep every 20 minutes. Drinking water also helped.

As long as you make it clear to your body that you aren't getting any food until breakfast, the hunger tends to disappear.

Try it, might work.

I get really tired from school/work on weekdays. For some reason interacting with people makes me have a headache and want to sleep when i get home.

But on weekends it is the vidya/movies.

Ehh I do the same thing: Go to sleep around 3am, wake up at 8:30am for work; but I have been doing it for so long I learn to be tired. I get a lot of sleep on weekends though.

I have a bizarre complex: I love sleeping and sleeping in, but HATE going to bed- I always feel like I have more important things to do instead of go to bed when I'm awake.

Your diet can have a major impact on your energy levels. Headache from social interaction sounds like BS, its probably caused by dehydration or an underlying illness.

I had a similar problem. I was up until 5 or 6 in the morning, getting up at 3 in the afternoon. I live with my dad, and my breakthrough came when I noticed he always went to bed at the same time every night and got up at the same time every morning.

So I asked him to sleep beside me in bed. It may sound weird, but my computer and everything is in my bedroom. So when he goes to bed, I have to drop everything and go to bed too, even if I'm not tired. Gradually, I've come to have a more acceptable, if not ideal, sleep pattern.

If you want to sleep better, you just have to will yourself to go to bed early and get up early. There's nothing else you can do.

hard resets only work for when you fuck up your sleep over the weekend or something, not a permanent fix to a problem thats been on going for months
