God damnnit, I've lost 40 pounds of fat in the past year and have put on a good amount of muscle, but I still have this gut. Is there anyway to lose stomach fat without giving up lifting? I know it will eventually go away but if there is anyway I can get it to go away quickly that would be cool. I have pretty solid abs as it is, but I can't get them to show for shit cause of the fat.

Do cardio along with your lifting.

Start doing HIIT.

If you lost 40lb, you are obviously eating right, so stick with the eating plan (that is if its right) and start doing HIIT 5 times a week.

Eat super healthy and give up beer.

Don't sweat it brah, you already lost 40lbs of fat which is impressive. Stick with the lifting and diet, throw in some HIIT on off days and maybe pick up a sport to keep your general fitness up and that should see you through.

Also, is your body fat mostly on your stomach? Like are your arms, legs, back, all ripped but not your stomach?

Do you do SQUATZ and if so how deep? Overhead squats? Any deadlifts? All of these use the midsection like crazy for stabilisation and will increase your muscle mass in your midsection considerably.
