Hey there /fit/,I just spent a couple days with my parents and my mother is "very concerned" with my egg intake. Basically, on the two or three days a week I feel like eating breakfast, I'll scramble one egg. Later on, if I'm making a stir fry or chicken soup, I might toss an egg in as well.Is this really cause for concern? My family has some history of heart disease but I have a pretty healthy diet, I get lots of exercise, and this just doesn't seem like a big deal.
Its not.Though if you're eating like 6 or more eggs a day, I might recommend doing 2 whole eggs + 4 egg whites.Save the yolks for baking and other stuff.
