/fit/, I've never been able to do more than like two or three pull-ups. I would like to be able to do a lot more. How do I fix it?
keep doing 2-3 pull ups over and over and over
>>274269this, do 3 pull ups, take 10 minutes off, do 3 more. Rinse and repeat, then after a week try and do more than three.
>>274274Oh nice. Kind of the same idea as the 100 Push-ups plan?
>>274279more like... the plan for doing more of anything. its called resistance training
>>274284Excellent. Thanks, anon.
The people answered your question, OP. Some people recommend kipping for the last 1 or 2 reps in a set. Kip out a fourth.

holy fuck, it's like resistance training is rocket science or something
If you can only do 3 pullups in a row, just keep doing sets of that. Then every week, see if you can do more.
By doing more pull-upsalso read thishttp://www.dragondoor.com/articler/mode3/69/
well you can start by not sucking
People always want some instant-fix.Just keep grinding them out
I can do 5but its from a ledge not a bar....i could prolly do more in a bar but since i do it in a ledge my fingers start to hurt like a bitch
>>274881when you do them on a ledge, it works your lats more because you're not underneath the pullup point.do both for maximum power.
