So this shit has a fuckton of sugar. But also a lot of vitamins. How healthy are they for you? In what sort of situations can they work as daily drinks (if any)?

Most people aren't lacking vitamins. However most people are suffering from an excess of sugar. Sugar with fiber (e.g. REAL FRUIT) is fine because the fiber slows down the uptake of sugar, but sugar by itself gets converted to fat very quickly.

Shit has alot of sugar and its expensive, but it has alot of vitamin C. When I feel the oncoming of a cold or illness, Ill drink one of these and feel perfectly fine the next day.
