They're all fucking built because they'd be stocky motherfuckers even without gymnastics. If you train how they train you will put on some muscle, but you will not achieve the body of an Olympic gymnast.

The path to the top is strewn with the bodies of equally determined but less perfect individuals.

Can everyone get to the level of the Chinese? Hell no. But just about every male could obtain the iron cross if he wanted to. While it'd be hard for guys over 6', it's definitely obtainable from scratch in 3-5 years, 1.5-3 if you already have a good strength base. The problem is that the world is full of lazy cunts who want to achieve greatness without work.

I've never heard of a woman doing the iron cross, but it may be possible. Pound for pound, women can be just nearly as strong as men (only less because women are genetically predisposed to have about 5% more bodyfat), though it's much more difficult for them since they have very little testosterone. The muscle fibers in each gender are equally strong - all you need is the motor unit recruitment.

Per a pound of muscle, the composition will not be the same in both genders. Women tend to have more type I slow-twitch fibers than men, who have more type II fast-twitch fibers. Pound for pound, the ladies out there will never be as good at limit or speed strength. Gymnastics requires both, as do the sports of olympic lifting and powerlifting.

Women are quite competitive in all endurance sports, however, particularly in Ironman-style crazy long-distance races, and it is for this reason.

Blacks are better runners and jumpers - longer tibia, longer heel, etc. They also have less bodyfat and bigger muscles (which ironically are weaker than a Caucasian's) than whitey.

I know nothing about racial compositions, but obviously if we said that blacks had more fast-twitch fibers, we'd be excluding east Africans, like the Kenyans and Ethopians, who obviously are geared towards running across plains like the Serengetti. Most American blacks are West African in ancestry, though.

And more than 5 reps but less than 15 will work sarcoplasmic hypertrophy in addition to myofibrillar. So yes, it is easy to see the difference in lean powerlifters and lean bodybuilders. Keep in mind that both are on steroids, if competitive, yet they look different.
