What does /fit/ think of this plan for general weight loss, and a start to increased cardio longevity. Should I switch dinner with lunch to reduce eating the bigger meal later in the day.

Meditation can be good. Just because YOU think it's a waste of time doesn't mean other people don't find it beneficial even if only mentally.

Skim milk doesnt contain Vitamin C, I'm on alternating high vit C and vit A days with Fish oil on the weekend.

Ditch the orange juice and eat a orange instead.

Also, lift some free weights.

I'm squeezing actual oranges to make the orange juice, but I did lift freeweights my freshman year and at 135lbs could squat 250; bench press 145 and clean 165. Since then I've stopped and am quite weak. but anyhow, not looking to bulk up again.

More protein. You need protein at every meal. And eat 6 six meals a day. It's vastly superior to eating 3.
