Thanks, I do them regularly but I probably need to do more of them. English is only my third language so the technical terms are somewhat hazy at times. :)

This is why you don't listen to people here. Lats are your Latissimus Dorsi which are back muscles. Your shoulder muscles are known as the Deltoid muscles. You can train your "lats" by doing overhand grip pullups, bent-over barbell rows, seated rows, and most pulling motions.

my pecks are the finest part of my body. heres what i have done.

-Pushups
-chinups

and more recently, peck deck. but they got good by just using chinups. i fucking love chinups. get yourself a bar.
