Dear /fit/

I need help on creating a 'light workout plan' that is fairly simple/ won't need any type of gym equipment. Although I do have a few like 1-5 lb weights around here somewhere that could be worked in if need be. My goal is to be burning about 1-1500 calories a day. since my caloric intake [as of now] is only 643 but admittedly will eventually probably fluctuate between 700 and 950 cals. I'm female and my current weight is 215 if that will effect anything. Yes I know I'm pig disgusting, that's why I came to you guys for help. Also if you guys know any low calorie filling foods that I can add to my 'diet' that would be great. But keep in mind I'm a poor college student, I can give my daily list so you know what I'm already eating to anyone who might have suggestions.

Pickles have like 5 calories. Eat as many as you want.

Go outside and do anything that gets your heart rate up to around 150 bpm. Keep it there for a while (read: longer than 30 minutes). And before any moron tells you to do HIIT, that shit is for people who are already in good shape and can run, not jog, multiple miles at a time. Maybe you'll eventually get there, but I doubt it.

wtf? you are eating WAY to little. triple what you are currently eating at the very least. after that go to the gym and fucking lift heavy, doing compound exercises (girls don't get bulky unless they juice). it is >9000 times better to burn your fat, rather than starve it.

Alright I don't see how I'm being anorexic. I've only been on this for three days now and I actually feel great. Maybe even better than I ever have before. Obviously once I start working out and the such I will bump up my caloric intake as fit. But now when all I do is walk to my classes and occasionally to and from work I'm not doing anything horribly wrong since I'm hardly burning it all off. If I'm hungry I'm going to eat in fact a lot, it's just that everything happens to be really low in calories.


Like I said I want to add more things to my daily foods but I just don't know what's low in calories not too bad for me and mainly CHEAP.

But thanks for the advice I've gotten thus far, unfortunately I don't really like pickles much. Also I'm not like a beached whale tho I may look the part. I used to be a workout junkie [it helped keep my mood up but unfortunately I still ate kind of shitty] So I can jog about15 mi nonstop and not be winded or anything. But that was on a machine with music a countdown and a moving belt keeping me motivated and in pace.

I just say light because between work and school and watching my younger brother I don't have time for much else.

as far as diet goes, eat tons of vegetables, a lot of lean proteins (fish, chicken breast, eggs, whey), some complex carbs(oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread) and drink at least 2 liters of water a day.

keep running until you can go for 30 minutes straight, than look into HIIT. Strength train 3 times a week.

also for your weight, you should eat no less than ~2100 calories a day. in fact i'd recommend around 2400 a day, until you lose moar weight.

As of now I eat

Breakfast - boiled eggs
Early snack - half a thing of yogurt.
Lunch - tuna lettuce baby carrot and mozza cheese salad.
Evening snack - remainder of the yogurt.
Dinner - same type of salad.
I can drink some coffee in the morning or up to 3 cups of lemonade if I want. And then duh, as much water as I want.
I know it's not the most balanced but I'm liking it so far and I don't feel tired or hungry at the end of the day. but this was just made pretty much with stuff I'd already had in the house I haven't gone shopping for it yet. And I don't eat anymore after 7.

Meaning besides the first helpful thing I was just told I'm anorexic/going to be. also someone else was a bit helpful but like I stated I have no way of getting to the gym so that was kind of moot.

eat ONLY 500-1000 calories beneath your maintenance calories (which is about 3000 by my calculations) and you will do fine.

Oatmeal! I'd totally forgotten about that one, thanks. Also brown rice is good, we have both. I already am drinking at least 2 liters of water a day. 2400 a day? that's a lot, I don't want to keep eating till my stomach hurts. Anything high in calories that you'd recommend that again isn't too expensive. I would do the chicken but I'm a really unhealthy meat cooker and I hate just bland boiled or baked chicken. that's why i wanted to avoid them all together. At least until I learn a bit more.

The closest one is truthfully right around the corner but costs 30+ a month and has like 5 machines that are always taken up whenever I have time to go. so not worth it. But my sister just told me she can take me to a gym at least 3 times a week that's farther but only 14$ for 4 months. And it has tons of space and equipment so again thanks I'll try this one out.
