Hey /fit/,

So I'm new here (not to 4chan, just /fit/) and I decided I may as well take part on this board since I've been trying to get fit for the past couple months.

The picture attached is me. Now I have a problem. I'm 5'10 and I only weigh about 140 lbs, but as you can see from the pic, I look like I weigh a lot more. What the fuck is wrong with me?

Around the first half of the year I kinda suffered from malnutrition and lost a lot of weight in a short time frame. I'm no expert on health, so I was wondering if that was the problem? I'm still losing weight 'cause I've still got some flab around some areas (most notably the tummy), but I'm told by a lot of people I weigh far too little.

Also, any recommendations on how to get rid of flab from the tummy and waist? And what's the best way to get rid of moobs? I smoke pot pretty much everyday and I'm told that can contribute to moobs, but I'm definitely not going to give that up.

to get rid of tummy/waist/manboobs you need lose fat, simple as that. go outside running or some shit and fix your diet. nothing wrong with pot as long as you dont eat the whole fridge once high or sit in your room all day unable to move your legs.

I run everyday for at least 15 minutes, and I have noticed them shrinking, so I'm definitely going to keep that up. The only problem with this is it makes me lose even more weight, and I don't eat very much so it's hard for me to gain it back as muscle.

Diet is a little iffy, I'll admit. Breakfast is fine, since I usually have about half a bowl of cereal (half because I can't eat breakfast before 10:00 - I pretty much have to force myself to digest something). Lunch is usually a sandwich of some kind or pizza. Dinner's fairly standard - usually rice/pasta complimented with some kind of meat and salad on the side.

And I'm fully able to resist the munchies when I'm baked. Though I usually do go for a cup of tea.

(I'm kinda baked right now so forgive me if some of the above doesn't make sense).

I have a really muscley/short friend who has like 5% body fat, and he's 130.

Bone density was the reason why, and it could be the reason for you too. Do you take enough calcium and stuff? Family has a history of osteoporosis?

I wouldn't consider 5'10 short though.

I was thinking bone density could be the issue. I was most likely calcium deficient near the first half of the year. Though I drink milk fairly regularly and I take multivitamin supplements now. I'm hoping it'll improve if that's the case.

Stop smoking pot you drug addict. Secondly make sure you eat healthy(make sure you eat a balanced diet with enough protien) and do cardio to burn off the fat, and work out to gain muscle.
