But what should my post hiit meals consists of fat/carb/protein wise and in general when cutting?

Stupid question /fit/, is it possible to gain lean bodymass or catabolize your muscles when on a deficit?

carb pre/post workout depends on the kinda keto diet you're on. CKD or TKD.

g-flux is indeed 'end game' scenario for body composition, but the ratios you stated were for 'competitive endurance athletes'. i managed to see both Beradi and Poliquin in a seminar when they were presenting their G-flux findings, and the ratios were not nearly as skewed for 'normal people who weight train'
