I'm 6'2" 165lbs. (pic related).
Pushups: 25 till I fail
Pullups: like 3...
Deadlift: 195lbs max
Squat: 175lb max
Bench: 125lb max

Current Diet:
9am: 6 egg whites (2 yolks) + oatmeal
12pm: Turkey burger on wheat bread
1pm: workout + post workout protein shake
4pm: Chicken/turkey sandwich + potatoes/beans/rice
5-12am work no break usually (might be able to sneak in a PB & J)

Bodybuilding forum is full of ego stroking fags. Seriously find another.

The advice here is eat like a horse with pasta, egg whites etc.. and take protein shakes before and after working out.

I dont do building, im on losing fat atm so my advice is pretty void, some of the builders here can advise you better.

The only pasta available at work is all white, we have bread available at all times too that I could munch on, but still, its white. Should I be eating that anyway? Because from what i read, its not going to do much for me, just empty calories. But egg whites, ya im on that shit. People always give me weird looks when they see me loading up on that shit after work.

Well, i went right into the gym doing a split routine, not doing compound lifts or anything. And my diet was poor. I had NO IDEA how to eat. I was still eating like a little bitch. But my strength DID go up. Im about twice as strong as i was when i started (again, pathetic). In highschool the bar on bench press was my one rep max...

Well i was kind of a late bloomer in highschool. (im 20 now btw) Back then, i was like 155 and 5'10" about? I dont remember. But I didnt grow very much untill about Junior year, and i was finished with PE. I fucking hated doing PE, it was embarrassing, I never did bench press because most of the women there could bench more than i could. I was kinda chubby, with no muscle at all. I didnt become health conscious until recently. Now its my religion.

Yeah... my hips are kinda big... But women tell me I have a nice ass and nice legs for how thin I am.
I dont have a spotter and have all my equipment at home. Nearest gym is 45 minutes away. I just dont put the clips on the sides so if its ever too heavy, I just tip it to one side and let them slide off. Ive only had to do it once on bench press, so maybe im not going heavy enough...
