How do I get a figure like this?
I'm not trolling, I'm asking a serious question and am hoping /fit/ can help me with what I want to achieve.

Also, who is the girl in the picture? That's the only photo I have of her, and I'm wondering if anyone else has some from the set.

Entirely correct. You can tell by the definition this woman has that most of her physique comes from just having a very low body fat. She doesn't have powerlifter sized muscles, so low weight, high rep exercises are mostly what she does. An ABSOLUTELY perfect diet is required to look this good, and she does an obscene amount of cardio.

I can help you. First, watch her habits and routine. Once you can determine when she will be alone in an area with no witnesses, chloroform, duct tape, and a cargo van with no windows.

That is the quickest way to get a figure like that.

Depends on where you are now, average woman I would start at 1700 calories prolly a 33p/33c/33f...Lifting 3x a week maybe ripptoes starting strength, its simple enough. and cardio 3x a week...your choice of LISS or HIIT

But firstly, do you really have the bodytype to look like that?
If so:
Some resistance work, some cardio and alot of correct dieting depending on how you already look.
She just has low bodyfat and a slender frame really.
