No, actually, not everything does. Only carbs and even then, low-GI carbs don't spike the insulin. The ignorance you display is breath-taking, truly, but the confident way you go about embarassing yourself with it is even better.

A small 400-500 kcal meal is easily digested in a few hours, unless it is comprised entirely of low-GI carbs and casein.
