Healthy Diet? Anonymous
Hi guys, I don't know a lot about my average diet, but this is what I eat most days;

Breakfast - A piece of fruit
Snack - Another piece of fruit [some days I don't have this]
Lunch - a single slice of ham and pineapple pizza with cheese, from my local BAKERY, not a disgusting fast food shop
Dinner - Whatever is cooked for me. Usually it's your average meat and vegetable meal. The meat isn't lean.

I don't drink soft drink. I have one 'Feel Good' [diet low fat] Iced Coffee a day, and other than that I'll drink nothing but water.

Is this terribly unhealthy?

Oh, I should mention maybe that I have a job on the back dock of a store - nothing but lifting and lifting and moving heavy stock all day. I work to and from work.

Just because it's a "mom and pop" bakery place, doesn't mean they won't pump the same shit into the food.

I wake at 3:30.
I run for 5 miles around my block.
When I return I do what ever weight training I'm scheduled myself for. Followed by hitting my punching bag for something like 30 minutes.
I eat 2 breasts of boneless/skinless chicken, with a protein shake on the side. (Whey Protein)
I go to work, for lunch I tuna.
For diner I have myself some Beef with the fat trimmed off. With boiled Cowpeas (leafy tips) and Asparagus on the side. After dinner, I do some rowing, then I sleep until 3:30 again.
