I always had a lopsided body where my stomach to my thighs are fat but my arms and legs are average. I tired going to the gym but it mostly worked out my arms which left the problem of my legs looking smaller than the rest of my body. Now I only work out the stomach and lower parts of my body. I use this workout routine usually 3 to 4 times a week-

-leg curls
-leg press
-torso rotation
-cardio (about 4 miles)
-TEH SQUATZ!

Is there something else I should add or change?

Don't drop the cardio
and do a full body routine

squats and deads are wonderful, also bench and do pull/chinups id say, power cleans are nice...there's a lot of things you can do, check on exrx.net for some nice ideas

I'd say this calls for starting strenght though.
