Starting Strength Anonymous
So is this a good plan for someone who has never lifted before? I already do Judo twice a week so I figure that covers cardio but I need to get some fucking muscles.

I just looked at one page and it had instructions on how to squat properly. So I would yes, now GTFO, go to the GYM, sign up and start squatting.

yeah squats are cool we do about 100 in judo class but they are bodyweight and we do jumps with them.

That's fine and dandy, but start doing squats with weight like real men.

Yes, I did a similar routine like Mark Rippetoe's and gained so much with in my bulking season. MAKE SURE your form is perfect before doing and free-weights practice without weights first.
