I have no equipment here besides two 10lb dumb bells and my kitchen benches wich I can use for dips (just). Give me a workout to do using as much (or as little) of my 'equipment' as you like. Indoors only please.

I dont know, I can't tell you what I bench because I don't yet - give me some options and I can tell you what I can / can't do.

I can't be going to a gym, as there are non open and this anon is broke untill Saturday. Shit sucks.

Congratulations, you're below average strength wise.

Start of with simple goals.
100 push ups.
15 pistol squats.
10 handstand push ups.

Once you get ot these, ask again.

Ok guys...

I managed 75 push ups. I didnt do them all in one go, which may be what you meant but I did as many as I could before I needed to rest (I allowed myself a maximum of 30 seconds rest, so it wasn't like I was watching a movie in between).

I tried to do pistols and I got a lot closer than I had managed before. I reckon I managed about 8 good ones, the rest were shit and I kept falling over.

My rubbish balance meant I can't do the handstand push ups yet, but I'll keep practicing.

And I did about 5 pull ups. I left to the last and I have always sucked at these.

...its a start though guys, eh?

Oh yeah, I did some curlz for the gurlz afterwards just for the lulz.
