3 month fitness and nutrition guide Anonymous
As some of you know from IRC, I promised to scan the 3 month fitness guide from Muscle and Fitness. I feel this will be perfect for both n00bs to fitness as well as some of the more seasoned lifters here. This includes the first full month's
- Workout routine, inc. cardio
- Comprehensive nutrition guide
- Suggested supplement stack

This is almost guaranteed to help lose fat and build muscle; I'll post the 2nd month's either later today or tomorrow, and the 3rd month's when it comes out Aug 7th.
