I work out at home alone. Don't have one of those fancy things to put the bar in either, so I just have to lift it up, somehow lie down on the bench and put it in position. It's a small workout in itself to do that and I guess I can't go to my limit like in other ways.
All in all I like it more like this and that way I also learned from the start to know my limits and all that.
