Anyhow.. I do DDR for 35 min to work up a good sweat (jumping around sure will do that), then proceed to squats, crunches, 5lb arm curls, calf raises while my heart rate is up. That gets done mon-fri. The weather is getting warmer so I'm sweating even more. I'm trying to get the courage to walk, but I'm not in the best area, and gas is money.
I've definately gained muscle and I don't mind that, but I'd like to start to lose the actual weight again. I'm on a plateau of sorts I guess. I'm probably just going to have to keep at it and hope the pounds shed again soon.
