no,i don't even treat myself once a week, as some people doi don't remember how chocolate, chips,cherry coke taste like, and just a few years ago i ate/drank tons of it everyday
Actually it's a pretty good way of sticking to a diet, have a gorge day once a month as reward for sticking to the diet for the rest of the month, and increase time between gorges so it become like once a year or soIf you do it often then yeah stop being weak willed

Drink lots of water! That is what has helped me the most. It fills you up so you can't eat, and all you do is pee a lot.
