So around this time last year I weighed 340 pounds, now I'm at around 290ish. I lost the 50 or so pounds by cutting out soda and eating alot healthieras well as some moderate exercise (ddr, yeah i know i'm a fag). I've strayed off my diet a few times since then but for the last month of so i've been pretty adamant about it.

I usually eat oatmeal, and or eggwhites for breakfast.
A Salad + some kinda lean meat for lunch.
And I usually eat a lean meat + veggies for dinner.

I drink water, but I also drink alot of diet lipton green tea. Not sure if that's bad or not.

My question's are.. how can I maybe improve what I'm eating towards weight loss (better food ideas, serving sizes, since i bought a foodscale recently too), and what exercises would be best for me to do. The only things I have at my disposal are 2 20 pound dumbbells and the ground outside.
