okay, you got the mass triple x? you should do one an hour before your workout, and the other one about 30 minutes after your workout. on the days you don't work out, only do one before bedtime (it'll help you put on more weight since you aren't going to work it off).
in my opinion, i'd grab the wheybolic extreme 60 from gnc, unless you're wanting to get really big. i think the protein in the wheybolic is better quality than the mass xxx, myself, and if you really wanna get some meat on ya, go with muscletech's mass-tech. it gives you a little bit of creatine to increase your weight and muscle gain as well as more energy.
