So, /fit/, I want to bulk up a bit.
I'm skinny, perfectly healthy (if a little undereaten) and have generally a nice figure. I'm also taller than average but I'd like to be a bit more "imposing", if you get what I mean.
So, what ways are there for me to bulk up a bit? I'd prefer muscle than anything, although I can do with a bit of fat but I guess I'm best without.

work out, get stronger. you will automatically find the best diets etc. for gaining strength. write some training diary so you see when you had a good week and so on. As your body will get stronger you will automatically become more impressive.
