my ab muscles above my belt line protrude out further than my muscle and fat below it, so when you add the fat i do have around my waist it makes me look pretty grossly fat and in my opinion, much fatter than I really am. How do I lose muscle mass around my stomach without losing strength or endurance? I've heard sit ups only make them bigger so I've not been doing them. I'm working on a new diet/exercise to lose the fat, just want to look all around better.
OP hereThis isn't a "how do i make my abs show" post, i don't care if I have a 6 pack, i'd just like my stomach look more natural and less like a slob
stop lying to yourself, you know its fat.
some of it is, not denying that, but even if i lost all the fat it's still not flush
then work your damn legs to match!

cardio, a lot of it, run cycle etc
