Soup, /fit/.I recently started working at a new summer job, and i'm a bit un/fit./I'm not a flaming fat lardass /v/irgin, but i'm not exactly skinny either... but I digress.Now working about 6-8 hours a day, usually 5 days a week, coming from sitting around and eating about 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, should I notice some changes in my weight/overall appearance?My eating habits are good, I eat quite healthy, staying away from sugars and stuff (diabeetus is in the family), and consuming more protein/high fibres than carbs and fats.My job entails standing/walking/running 95% of the time and lifting/pulling about 10-20 pound parcels around all day.WILL I BE /FIT/ SOON, /FIT/? :D
i noticed that aswel, when i started working im off my fat ass and not eating, its awesome.
Yes you will get fit from that. More fit if you eat right and exercise aswell as your job.
