How to get rid of man boobs? I'm 5' 8" 138lbs but still I do seem like I have manboobs, well not that huge though. I don't know what exactly my BF % is but I do have some fat.

Some foods in your diet produce estrogen. I'd say try anything before getting the surgery.

If your overall physique is not in proportion to the fat in your breasts, its genetics. I would suggest liposuction on your man teets.

or do some upper body workouts. exercising your chest will burn the fat and form it into a batman chest. pushups (regular, wide, tricep), running, abs, pullups, dips. go download a stewsmith.com book for beginners.

I go for jogging at least 4 times a week, if that helps. Wouldn't push-ups make my boob look bigger?

Not really. Tbh you should have lost man boobs at that weight bit i guess you must be skinny fat, upper body workouts should eventually tone it up to the point where its not visible.

Jogging wont help unless you are skinny fat. Find out your body fat %, if its about 15%, start cardio to lose some of the fat and do workouts to tone it up.

Yes exactly, I am skinny fat. A few people asked me if I do work out (which I don't) due to my chest through t-shirt.

Could I get get my BF% on my own? If so, how?

Digital calipers are the way to go on that, i'm using an electronic body composition monitor, see here:

Personally as a skeptic i think it may be innacurate and digital calipers will give a more accurate result.

I think it can also be done with a 7 point tape measure but i dont like this method personally. Check google for info on it.
