I'm not fat by any means on the outside but on the inside I'm a lazy tub of lard. I don't need to lose weight but I need to get healthier. I want to gain flexibility and a lot more stamina. I'm trying Yoga but I can barely get past 20 minutes of it if I'm lucky. Granted the tape doesn't say what level of Yoga it is but I still feel like shit.

I also need to watch out for my high blood pressure. Possible high Cholesterol too. Can anyone give me some ideas of what to do or maybe even a site to look through?
