LOL at the OP's picture. Alright kiddies, listen up:
DO NOT PULL WITH THE ARMS, YOURE NOT ROWING.
Push your butt back, don't look at the bar, feel for the grooves on your barbell and line your middle finger up with that. Don't worry about staggered grip unless you've tried the weight before and your grip started to give. Look ahead or up (preferably up), flex your triceps, tense up, and stand (don't pull with your fucking arms). Keep the bar near you, you shouldn't have the bar floating out a foot in front of you when you stand, it should be a groove that moves almost diagonally toward you. And please don't hyperextend your back at the top, you look like a douche if you do.
FUCK YEAH DEADLIFTS.
