/Fit/, how's it going?

I wake up in the morning at around 7:00 and eat a good big breakfast, then I do 30 minutes of weights. Squats, deadlifts, etc.
I go to school and then I run for 30 minutes that night. Repeat 5 days a week.
Is this a good routine? What should I add? I'm pretty athletic and do track - 800m/400m

I also eat well. 3 meals and 2-3 snacks.
lots of chicken, tuna, of eggs, peanut butter, vegetables, fruits and whole grain/fiber.

no rest days between lifting sessions?

Op here,

I usually have 2 rest days. Is this good?
What should I be doing on rest days? normal eating? also, what is the best things to eat for me?

This may sound kind of silly, but on my rest days I just take a nap or sleep in on my rest days.

Well it depends, how well is it working for you so far?

You should flip your routine. Run in the morning and weights in the evening. Lifting weights makes you more tired and groggy, while cardio releases endorphins and leaves you more energized for the day.
