Anyway, DDR's a good form of cardio (at least for fat fucks it is). If you're so fat that you're embarassed to go outside, I'd start with DDR Light, then Standard, then a little bit of Heavy Mode.
Then switch from that to walking outside 30-45 min a day. Work your time up to 60 min. Mix in DDR to break the monotony.
Now start jogging 30...45....60min. Use 5 minute intervals to step your way up. By this time DDR should be just for fun, not exercise.
Finally, start giving running a shot. HIIT optional. If you follow this w/ a clean diet, you'll go from fat fuck to cardio machine in a few months.
