I have lots of bodybuilding knowledge, but my body is at about level -5. I'm not super weak, but I have no discernible musculature.

Seriously, I have like 10 1/2 inch biceps. I am exercising, though, and want to improve. Doing bodyweight exercises, going to gym when I have time. My main issue is gaining weight, even fat. My roommate's always trying to cut his weight (he's a real easy gainer) and laughs at me for always counting calories to find the meal that has the most.
