I want to be able to climb a rope. What are some good exersizes I can do to get my arms strong enough to accomplish this?Picture very related.
i recently climbed a robe.my main problem was the grip, really. also, training the lats will help.

Unless my memory has gone completely to shit you should use your chest muscles more than your arms when going up a rope. Keep your hands close to your chest when climbing. As for exersizes, dunno, pushups and pullups come to mind.
Do pullups. Because you climb by pulling yourself up.
