Do some sprint interval training. If you're really fat, it will be really difficult, but you can do it.
Jog a certain distance (like from your front porch to the end of the street or something), then sprint back. Jog that distance again, then sprint back... repeat until you really can't do it anymore. Your heart will be beating so fast you'll think you're having a heart attack. You might be, but just shake it off. Take a day off and do it again.
Also, rolling down a hill does not count as sprinting... or jogging.
