not eating makes girls look mal-proportioned. Its better to exercise and get good nutrition. Cardiovascular training (running, swimming) is what gives a girl a well toned, lean body. When people dont eat they catobolize their muscles as well as fat and its necessary for girls to have a little muscle to look toned and healthy.
Its not about not eating. ITs about eating a whole lot of fruits, vegetables, lean meat (chicken, turkey, fish), and going running for a few miles every other day or so.
Don't expect sex if you look like a skeleton.
