So i did:

Sunday: 3 x 10 pull ups, jump rope.

Monday: Bench, skull crushers for triceps.

If i did shoulders today (military press, lateral raises) would it be overtraining? Or should i just do it.

overtraining is when you're body cannot recover from the workload you are giving it

it impacts psychologically (the most dangerous part I believe), and physically. it can linger for up to a year

and to answer you're question, no you are not
