How do you kick your own ass?

I start off with 6 intervals of tabata with 3 sets of planks and 3 sets of squat holds for a warm up. Then go into 8 intervals of burpees followed by 4 intervals of prisoner squats. Then I cool down with my warm up again. I do this or a variation of this every other day.
