the program is this

double your deadlift.

to make is simple, since i know the school system is shit, take the number you deadlift

ie. <95 and then MULTIPLY IT by 2.

after you have done that and put on 10lbs. repeat. and repeat, etc.

ding ding ding "hey /fit/ i have a problem, i cant seem to stick to any form of exercise program/ diet. idk if it bores me or just the lack of results im getting."

EVERYONE (literally everyone) can get a good 10-15lbs of muscle when you first start lifting because you are a total fucking n00b.

that fact you havent seen SHIT for results = you are a bystander in your own life and deep down inside, dont want to change, otherwise, you'd have done what it takes to succeed.

Then its fairly self explanatory. If you want to get fit, is it not obvious that cutting out junk food, replacing it with healthy food and working on cardio is the way to go? Matter of fact that could also be said for losing weight, however there is alot more complex things to consider when losing weight.
