Today i got up and ate 1 slice of wholewheat bread with creamcheese and a glass of skim milk. Went to the gym before school and did bench, incline bench, pullups, dips, flys, upright rows, cleans, shrugs and abs. Then i ate a powerbar with oats in it. For lunch i had turkey on a wholewheat wrap with mustard, some veggie soup and skim milk. For dinner i had 2 cans of tuna drenched in hot sauce. Your thoughts?

Yeah. Tomorrow is a cardio day, i did legs yesterday. Thursday i'll be doing squats, deadlifts, leg press, calf raises, lunges and kettleball jumps/skips. Maybe throw in some abs at the end.
