okok, jk. of course. take solace in the fact that you've prob burned 1/2 of what you ate in calories, the other 1/2 can be counted as normal sustinence.
sometimes, after a rly hard workout, your need to replenish will manifest itself in THE MOST INTENSE CRAVINGS EVER!!!! @_@
just remember this next time it happens: big protein shake first, then think over what you're going to eat. protein shake is quick, filling (it'll maybe take 3-5 mins to settle in) and not that bad for you.
this is not cause for concern, bud. congrats on a heavy run today! :D
