Up until a year ago I drank almost a half gallon of vitamin D milk, every day. Then I slowed down to maybe a glass a day at the most, and I find myself craving food like I never have in my life, particularly sugary and rich foods. I've gained almost 30 pounds since dropping milk, so I'm going back to drinking a half gallon of whole milk a day and I'm never looking back again.
Maybe you'd react differently but for me, milk evidently suppresses appetite and sugar cravings, and the wholer it is, I'd guess the more pronounced its effect.
