i'm a 17 year old male. i weigh 95 kg (209 pounds) i'm 189cm tall. I also play 2nd row in rugby union, and i am wanting to put on some moar muscle and tone up, specifically my abs, can oyu halp me?

OP here,

i have been doing sit ups/crunches for awhile now, getting through cardio done, but i can feel my abs are quite hard, but there is still like 2cm of fat ontop of the muscle, and it just won't go away...

Do standing barbell exercises. (SQUATS, deadlifts, military press, Olympic lifts etc.) They develop size and strength (core strength too), which would be extremely useful for a sport like rugby.
