you lazy fucking slob. 3 years ago i fractured my spine (L1 burst fracture, 25% retropulsion), had to be in a brace for 6 months and go through rehab, learning how to walk again. Slowly I worked my way up; beginning with swimming, exercising my abs and lower back muscles intensely before moving on. Here I am today, 6'3, 200lbs lean muscle, benching 225 and deadlifting 140. so, what the fuck is your excuse? did YOU break your back?
