Sup guys

Im 5' 7" weigh 143lb's, have 8% body fat and am scrawny and skinny as fuck. I eat pretty healthy, alot of fruit, nuts, breads, chicken, red meat etc. I am taking this protein shake to try and get some sort of muscle size, I hit the gym on average about 4-5 times a week, do 20 mins cardio then hit the weights for about an hour. Have been doing this for about 2 months and have seen a gain of 2 pounds. Anyone got some advice on how to gain some muscle mass quicker without gaining any fat?

Or do I have to gain muscle mass and fat first then cardio that shit away?

Yea I wasnt really sure on the 8% but thats what the body fat machine thingy told me at the gym.

So pretty much eat more, stop cardio, gain weight then shed it off after bulking up a bit?

I kinda need the cardio for soccer and mountain biking training but if Im not going to put any weight on until cardio stops I will just chuck those in for a while...

Fuck doing cardio at the gym.

You want to be in great shape for soccer? Then play a lot of soccer!
Playing your specific sport is probably going to be the best way to get in shape for it

5'4" and 150lbs here by the way. I'm quite muscular, but still fairly skinny you could say.

only lift every other day. or every three days. hypertrophy takes 48-72 hours. do cardio and stretches on your off days. get enough sleep.

if may just be your age if you're still young.
