I work two jobs and go to school so I have pretty much no free time to exercise. I'm not obese, just about 10 pounds overweight. Are there any exercises I can do at my desk job that don't require a lot of room and won't make me sweat like crazy? It's a night job so there's usually nobody around but once in awhile I have to deal with people.

Here's my advice based on personal experiences and experiences of others.
1. Drink diet soda.
2. Eat smaller portions
3. Don't eat because you're bored
4. Eat until you are satisfied, not until everything on your plate is gone.

With this, you can, at minimum, maintain your current weight, even if you eat fast food.

1. Do NOT DRINK SODA

Otherwise, sound advice.

Actually, a friend of mine lost 5lbs in a month just from switching from regular soda to diet soda. I think its a good way to lose weight without stripping yourself of all your beverage pleasures.

If you live in the South, sweet tea is a better option for tasty beverages. It's not ideal, but it has half the sugar and none of the other bad shit in soda.

Diet soda contains Aspartame which is a big cause of cancer.
