Femanon with a slight (maybe major) problem.

I have exercise amenorrhoea (http://www.pponline.co.uk/encyc/0617.htm) since I go to the gym 3-4 days a week to do cardio (45mins each session; 3 days a week) and some lifting (1 day a week if I can.. yes, I'm a lightweight). I also eat healthy and don't really have cheat days since greasy shit makes me sick.

It's been two months so far without a period. Is there anything I can do to reverse this?

Picture unrelated.

congrats you has been pregnanted

You probably aren't eating enough. Exercising 3-4 days a week should not cause amenorrhea in and of itself. Write down what you eat and track your calories for a while, I'm sure you'll find you're not eating nearly what you should be. Also, a diet too low in fat can cause amenorrhea, even with adequate calories. To add fat without grease, have avocado or nuts.

Kinda impossible since if I -was- pregnant I'd be getting morning sickness about 2 months ago and it'd show up on my bloodwork (which got back about a week ago) :X

I eat about 1100calories a day. I'm ~106ish. Low appetite though. :\

That might actually be it as that I don't really eat much fat now that I really think about it.

A small breakdown of my daily food is:
Breakfast: Oatmeal (with a bit of lowfat milk), banana, 3 egg whites, coffee (skim milk + splenda) or green tea
Lunch: turkey breast salad + a piece of fruit
Dinner: wild/brown rice mix, 1/2 can of canned tuna, a bit of cauliflower, 1 egg white, piece of fruit

I basically eat what I find tasty (and not gross/greasy) and am limited to my appetite. I also usually try to squeeze in an apple or so in between meals.

true. any of that stuff is far and away worse for you than what it's meant ot substitute. Also, go for the whole egg not just the white. You'll add a few calories and get lots of great proteins.

cos the blood gets stored up every month, and eventually bursts out your ears otherwise.

being that it's made mostly out of chlorine (used in bleach and disinfectants) I can't see why anyone would willingly eat it...

Only symptom I have is amenorrhoea.. so no. :\

Egg yolks make me a bit nauseous actually. Weird? Yes. The taste is what offsets it I guess.

I've been anemic a lot in the past when I was eating shitty and it was attributed to too much sugar (not from fruits and such)

>>342659

I eat too little? Most I can eat is about 2 more apples daily.. heh..

Try Stevia, its a much better alternative to Splenda and even sugar. A friend of mine lives by it.
