What does /fit/ think of my diet?

On it for three days, off for two, back on for three days, etc.

ur on the right track. The biggest problem most people have is trying to stick to a certain diet. Variety and moderation are key. A donut isn't bad if eaten once a month or so. The biggest problem I have with your diet is the lack of veggies and fruits. You have some in there but they are prolly the most important thing you eat and for me the second most is healthy protein (low fat meats and non meat sources). Another thing is you seem to be lacking sources of good fats (monounsaturated) olive oil in a salad or eating a pesto that contain olive oil can be good sources. Be careful if you do decide to eat pesto, always compare nutrition labels if possible. Also if your a female, I'd cut caffiene. It has been linked to miscarriages. After a while you won't need it anyways.

6 meals a day doesn't increase resting metabolism over 3 a day. The only reason for so many meals is if you need extreme quantities of protein for bodybuilding, as you won't absorb enough from only 3.

While amusing, this does little to affect the point I have made as it is completely devoid applicable fact.

Perhaps if our circadian rhythms were based on a 36 hour clock this might be advisable given that digestion takes around 2-3 hours to complete. Eating more in a shorter period wouldn't do anything to enhance the effect since with 6 meals we are digesting most of the day already.

no you silly fuck, hypoenergetic as in not eating maintenance calories in conjunction with the smaller, more frequent meals. Where's the study where they actually used normal people on a normal healthy diet? Nowhere? In that case, it doesn't apply to anyone eating properly, only to the fat fucks they had on those frequent, smaller, nutrient deficient meals. I also imagine they had very little digestable material in those meals. What were the meals, by the way? Or can you not get the full article?
