Cardio After Leg/Lower Body Workout? Anonymous

What are the negatives, if any, to doing 40 minutes on a treadmill at a moderate pace, 1.5 hours after I finish my leg/lower body workout? (Immediately after my leg workout I consume 60g of whey protein, and 1-200 calories of complex carbs).

After an intense lower body workout, 1.5 hours is enough time to digest the whey protein, and the complex carbs will be digested within the first 5 minutes of cardio.

As long as you get some rest for your legs, I don't think leg workout and doing cardio on a same day is a problem.
Just don't workout your legs the next day.

Not OP, but what's wrong with that. I think its fine to workout 2-3 days in a row the same body part. My whole philosophy is "What happens if a tiger's chasing you, are you gonna give up because you worked out yesterday?"
