Well after getting 35 pound hexagonal dumb bells, 'Perfect - Pushup', A bench and recumbent exercise bike I can spend ~$200 a month on other things which I've already decided to be on food for a proper diet (I've also previously purchased a blender).

I need a diet that is healthy and targeted at fat loss.
I need the final part of the holy trinity which is cardio, resistance training and diet. Halp! I need a good excercise routine and a diet plan. Or suggest further equipment to purchase.
