holy shit im in love. If you start doing HIIT, you'll lose weight fast(brings your metabolism rate up, and keeps it up for a while after you're done). I'm thinking about starting to do it myself, but my fitnesslevel is shot. But sure, if you want to, you can add 2 cardio sessions per week, just make sure it isn't on weightlifting days as that'll slow your progress down.
