Frozen > Canned but Fresh > *
Too much sodium in canned. Drain canned stuff and sit in tap water for a couple minutes (and drain again) to get rid of a bit of the sodium (you can't do that with all canned goods, tho).
Damaged nutrients in frozen, but seriously, how many of da noochies do you really miss out on? I believe they flash freeze these foods commercially, so you don't really miss out until you take it to the home freezer. Long story short, the grocery trip home will start a reaction that will cause for more damage to the noochies (but not much). Still better than canned, dammit (especially if you have to watch your sodium intake).
