Do pyramids or kenpo-killers.
Pyramids: x number of each exercise (Pushup, squat, situp, jumping jack), and then for the next set do x-1, so 8 would become 7, and so on. Continue until you reach 0. They are a great warm-up, fast and work the whole body if you do them with the right exercises
Alternate: Squat - Frog hop - pushup - sit up, do as many as you can. It's HIIT so don't feel bad if you can only do a smallish number. This is a warm up after all.
