I want to start exercising to stay fit, not to gain any muscles or tone. Basic cardio stuff, so running may sound like a good route. But I'm also a huge shut-in so I don't want to go outside and run around the block. What are some things I can do at home for cardio exercise? I was thinking about doing step aerobics or something, but anything is welcome. I'm a skinny 6'00" 145lb guy if that helps with anything.Also, this does not matter to me that much, but does doing step aerobics make me less of a man?
The israeli IDF do aerobics, and they've been kicking non-jewish butt for decades.
Just run around the block or at a track or something, and wear a MP3 player if you really want to avoid social contact
