hey /fit/,

i've just recently started exercising to cut down my body fat. don't have any equipment at home, so i just do pushups and situps on tues/thurs/sat, and i do variations on the beep test on mon/wed/fri/sun (i run the test to level 5, then start again up to 7, then again up to 5, then again to 6).

just wondering your thoughts on this regime.

also, i barely know anything about dieting. i've stopped eating fast foods and fatty foods, and avoided processed stuff as much as possible. but beyond that, i'm not sure if what i'm eating is actually beneficial. any tips would be helpful.

but it would build some muscle right? i read that more muscle helps the body burn more fat?
wouldn't mind some more defined pecs anyway.

Squats are missing

You could also do pullups & chinups, dips isn't out of the question either. You can also do planks, supermans, burpeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeees

there's tons of shit you can do without equipment

What does this board have against cardio?

It's a far better way to burn fat than doing burpees and pushups and shit
