Download, try it for a while and make up your mind. If you want to, actually buy the thing.

I've only done Ab Ripper X so far since I lack free weights, but that's pretty good and challenging. The presenter is a total douchebag, but you can just tune him out (I hear you can actually turn off his commentary on the DVDs.)

im now in the process of doing P90x, at first when my brother brought this home i thought it was gonna be a simple weak workout program so i thought id give it a go but about half way through on the first dvd i realized that this program was kicking my ass

dont you need dumbells, pull-up bar or some bands to do p90x?

p90x kicks your ass!!!

I workout 5 days a week, and go to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu twice a week. P90x still kicked my ass

ive been doing 5 days a week of this program and running, its still a tough work out plan

deceivingly hard. my moms a personal trainer and showed me it and i laughed cause it looked gay, but i tried it and its a legit workout

i was a bodybuilder who could bench 250 and legpress 1000 who had muscles out the ass

and p90x kicks my ass nowadays.

But i have a new question /f/it , has anyone completed all 90 days and how were your results? I've been trying to lose my fat since im very musclular and built under it and p90x + running is my last hope. After 40 days i still haven't seen as good of results as i'd hope

if you're very muscular and u wanna keep bulk then maybe p90x isnt for you, its more for getting cut and ripped so u might lose some muscle from doing the workouts
>> Anonymous
it's not that i don't wanna keep bulk, i wanna get ripped, im wayyyy too bulky in my own perspective besides i could easily gain more and more muscle from my body building routine after p90x

so how about anyone else? would you guys advise me to keep up with it , lose some muscle, lose a lot of weight and such or should i just do pure cardio again ;-(

how about you just maintain your current muscle mass and just try cutting the excess fat. pics would be helpful.

Did a week of this shit. I had to stop mid session sometimes. It's serious. To get the full benefits though you have to do alot of eating too
