My menu for the day
I have my calories on The daily plate set on 1700 to lose 1.5lb per week.
I have to eat 500 more calories..what do you suggest something healthy..its 7pm

Menu so far:
3/4 cup cottage cheese with cinnamon
1 cup cinnamon toast crunch

4oz roast chicken mixed with honey mustard
2 cups raw spinach

Fun Size Milky way
15 wasabi peas

As a skinny, you won't really need to eat that clean, but it is to your benefit if you do.
