Well hey there /fit/

I'm 18, and my penis measures at around 4.5" while at peak erection. But, I'm pretty fucking fat, I weigh in at 300Ibs (5"10, so not particularly tall either), and none of that's muscle either, its all just fat.

But just the other day, someone told me that a general rule, is for every 30Ibs over weight you are, you lose an inch due to pubic fat. Which sounds like total crap to me, I can't exactly see myself gaining another 4" for dropping to 170Ibs. Fuck, if I could gain half of that I'd be the fucking happiest guy that's ever lived, in fact, I'd settle for a 1" gain.

So /fit/, how much length, if any, do you think I could gain for dropping to 170Ibs?

HOLY FUCK YOU'RE FAT

Indeed.

ask someone to measure it for you
>> Anonymous
Ok do this, push the fat above your penis inwards, that should reveal the lenght that your penis is going to be. Probably about an inch more considering that your so fucking fat.

It is crap

holy niggerdicks your fat.

being such a fat fuck, i'd say probs 2 inches.

Because we all know that if we get your mom involved, everything will go to shit and OP will have his cock eaten.
>> Anonymous
You'll most likely gain around 1" erect, although that doesn't sound like much it will definitely make a difference, you'll also notice firmer erections as you'll be in better physical health. Also to consider, is the illusion of a bigger penis in relation to the size of your body, for instance, a 5" penis on a 170Ib's will look a hell of a lot more than a 4.5" penis on a 300Ib'er.

how much length you'd gain is irrelevant to the prospect of actually getting to use it on anything besides your palm.

oh, and the prospect of not dying from a heart attack when you're 40

Why would the desire to have a bigger cock be any more compelling than a healthier lifestyle, better skin, a longer life, and much better overall appearance? Have you ever actually used your penis?
>> Anonymous
>>421858
I didn't say found the desire to have a bigger cock "more compelling than a healthier lifestyle, better skin, a longer life, and much better overall appearance", you said that.

I already know all the main benefits, and I'm losing weight for them reasons, regardless of a improvement in penis size. But none the less, it's just one area of which I have an interest in.

Oh, and no. I haven't used my penis, well not if by use my penis you mean have sex, anyway.

I'm 240lbs and 8" erect. I've got about two inches of fat there! Hahaha. Once I lose some more weight am literally God tier.

Lose the weight for other reasons.
Your penis will look a lot bigger when
1. You can see it without a mirror
2. It's not dwarfed by your life-shortening and fucking fat cells.

Well shit faggot. Call me a moron because I was only going with what I can actually use. I'm not having sex on margin here.

I've already been told that my size sometimes makes it painful and doggy is usually a no no. Also her on top has often been, well. Awkward. Like I want to grab and pull down hard and it hurts her.

Maybe he'll be happier inside some of my fat than hanging out outside the vagina anyway, but either way I obsess over my penis size so I'm going to relish having 9"+.

OP, I did watch Oprah once and the doctor they had on did say that rule about losing 30lbs to gain one inch. However, he also said that it is an approximate and if you lost 60lbs it likely wouldn't mean an extra two inches.

The way to measure your pen0r, is take a ruler and stick it against your pubic bone. That is Bone-Pressed Erect Length. Then subtract liek 0.25'' to 1'' and that's how big your pen0r will be when you lose most of your weight (depends on how much fat you lose in the pubic bone area, inb4 spot reduction).

Hey OP, my mom is a gynecologist. A real gynecologist, not an internet gynecologist. She's in New York magazine's list of top 100 doctors. The #1 question she gets from my friend is "Does size matter?" Here's the truth: Anything 3 inches or more is enough to satisfy 95% of all women. Anything more than 3 inches is entirely aesthetic. If the woman is over 6' tall, that would number might go up to 4 inches.

Is correct, in the sense that it's good you're losing weight.

But I don't think 1500 calories per day is enough for someone your size, in fact, you could actually inadvertently be doing yourself harm.

Keep it to 2000 calories per day.

For a male? Fuck no. 1800 or more, always. Even if OP lay in bed all day, he'd use well over 1800 calories.

because 300 calories is gonna be the difference between life and death isn't it....
>> Anonymous
>>423340
OP here.

But surely that's a good thing, I would only lose more weight then right?
>> Anonymous
>>423375
No, if he lay in bed 24/7 he'd be using around 2200 calories per day. 1800 would already be a massive fucking deficit. In reality, he's going to burn, like, 2650 calories a day. You seriously think it's healthy to eat 1150 calories less than you need *just to maintain your weight*? It's not a matter of 1800 being some healthy amount to eat. 1800 is the most severe restriction that anyone could sanely recommend. It's already getting stupidly low. So yes, 300 calories less than that would be an *even worse* idea. Eating 1500 wouldn't kill him—it would just make him weak and still fat. If OP ate 2000 or 2100 calories a day he would be eating an appropriate amount for fat loss.
>> Anonymous
>>423379
No, wrong. It doesn't work that way. Look it up anywhere. It's not like this is some closely guarded secret.

OP here.

So basically, if I eat 2000 calories per day, I'll lose more weight than I would if I ate 1500?
>> Anonymous
>>423468
You would lose more fat, yes.
>> Anonymous
>>423468
OP here again.

I'm not trying to be a smart ass or anything, and I'm grateful for the advice, but unless I misunderstood you, I just don't see how eating more calories will lose me more weight than eating less.

Can you clarify this for me?
>> Anonymous
So far today I've eaten 1600 (I think I've also burned around 500 from my exercise bike) calories, and I'll probably be going to bed soon. So you think I should go eat another 400 calories?
>> Anonymous
>>423497
When you eat too few calories your body goes, "Oh, fuck I'm starving!" Which it is, although it could starve worse. So it starts storing fat against the day when the food supply disappears entirely, which wasn't an unreasonable assumption back when this got laid down. It also starts breaking down your muscles because more muscle requires more calories for fuel, and it doesn't have those to spare.

Give your body enough fuel not to trigger the starvation response, but a less than it would need to maintain your weight, and it will actually start decreasing your fat stores. You don't even need to cut back to the minimum (1800 calories) because there's a limit to how fast you can actually lose fat. As long as you've set up your deficit to make you lose fat, you're not going to get a lot out of increasing it. Hanging out just above triggering starvation mode could increase the rate a little, but how much of a win is that when you're losing fat already? And dropping into starvation mode is always a lose.

>>423503
If you want. Tomorrow is the start of the rest of your life just as much as today is. Consistency counts, but you can start when you like.

ITT: We call OP fat and enjoy /fit/s cock thread of the day.

OP, you're fat. You might gain minimal length to your cock if you become less fat. I'm thinking maybe an inch. The other benefits of losing weight are more important - for example, you'll be less likely to die from a heart attack after walking up the stairs. You're also fucking fat.

And as for the cock thread substance:
I've got a cock with proportions similar to a toddler's arm.
Women can only be pleasured by a fucking them deeper than the Mariana Trench, and clitoral stimulation is unimportant. Actually, it doesn't even exist.

Clue the fuck up, you idiots. We do this every day. And even if we didn't, all this cock shit isn't rocket science.
>> Anonymous
>>423514
Ok, thanks for the advice.

But one more thing, as I said, I burned 500kcals roughly from my exercise bike today, do I have to then eat an extra 500kcals to counter that? Or do calories lost from exercise not count?
>> Anonymous
>>423533
They "count". The thing is, exercise doesn't just burn calories while you're doing it. It elevates your metabolism for quite a while afterwards, as does eating every three or four hours. You can't simply add together how many calories you used in a day, since that depends on lots of factors. What you do is get a pretty good estimate of what you need to maintain your weight based on your level of physical activity. Then you base your diet on that number, eating a few hundred less if you want to lose, or a few more if you want to gain. Or exactly that if you're happy where you are. This is all approximate, but it ensures that you're in the ballpark, which, with exercise, is as close as you need to be to any perfect number.

http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/

And 1800 calories is approximate too. If a man were 5'4" and 120 lbs. he probably wouldn't need 1800 calories to maintain that. The number is, however, applicable to the majority of people.
>> Anonymous
>>423514
I've seen the starvation response thing thrown around a lot but I am unaware of what percentage of your maintaining daily intake you would need to have to trigger it. Can you link me to a site either explaining this more or tell me what the % is?

Something like "below 80% of the calories you would need to eat to maintain" etc
>> Anonymous
>>423563
Ten calories per pound is the only "adaptable" value I've seen. I've only seen it in one place though, so I can't say whether it is good or not.
