A quick question for you: I usually like to walk/jog at night, like normally around 10 or so. I don't sleep until 12, so I get a chance to cool down afterwards. Would shifting my running to the morning when I wake up make a difference? Am I doing it wrong?

morning would be better, you get the benefit of an increased metabolism all day.
