hey /fit/, I'm a skinny 17 year old guy.
Currently, I weigh something like 120 lbs.
I was just wondering if anyone has any advice for building upper body muscle. I also have really fucking skinny arms, and my upper arms are more thin than my forearms (which I find disgusting).
I eat a sufficient amount of foodz, 2 or 3 huge meals a day, and a few snacks in between.
So how does I become normal-looking ._.?

He is a weakfag you sack of shit, I'm not saying my workout routine is nothing but bodyweight exercises. Bodyweight execises are a great way to build up strength if you have none to begin with.

http://hundredpushups.com/index.html That many pushups. Then after you've finished, start over, and lift your feet up (put them on a stair or something; it'll put more weight on your arms, making it harder to do). That should be a good balance to build both endurance and strength.
