Hey /fit/. Okay, what the hell. Last week I was weighing myself and was averaging about 147/148 pounds. Today I get on the scale and I'm 156/157. Is this just water retention, or am I doing something horribly wrong? I'm pretty angry about it, and I think I look fatter, too. I haven't changed my diet, so this is kind of shocking.
