I haven't excersised in ages,I am not fat,accually pretty thin,and am a vegetarian.What should be my weeks scedule for excercising.Currently I just walk home from college,and that is basically all my excercise.I would also like to improve my reaction time since it sucks ass.Any suggestions?Pic unrelated,but nice photo of aurora from space
