Sup /fit/.

I want to get back on track. I go two days going 400 calories per day and then on the third day I binge. Then I repeat that process. This all started when I binged one day and loved it. Now I can't wait to stuff my face again.

I used to be 310 and then dropped down to 180 at a height of 6'2". I haven't gained any weight from these binging episodes but I can see that it is unhealthy and I need to stop.

I want to get back on track with my diet. Could anyone help me out?

Thanks in advance.

If you ate more food more often, you would be too full to binge.

I don't really know where these binging episodes came from. I binged one day and felt horrible so I then ate less the next few days. Then, I would just get an urge and do it again.

It's been going on for 2 weeks now and I'm sick of it.

Balemia and anorexia! The best of both worlds!

Stick it in /b/ where it belongs

Actually, I started that same kind of thing during summer. I started to hit 160 and you could tell a little bit of fat was starting to poke through...then I started to eat nothing all day and have a good size dinner. I did that for about 2 weeks and lost about 10 pounds. I'm sure every one is different though. I wouldn't recommend this diet to anyone. After those two weeks (which is when I started browsing /fit/) I was convinced that that was not the correct way to eat right and I started eating 4-5 meals a day to try to gain weight while lifting (after cutting, I'm working to gain more muscle). This way works better if you want to lose weight or gain weight in my opinion.
