Eat it in the morning. Crust = carbs, and if you're trying to lower your body fat, you should be eating your carbs in the beginning of the day.

okay thanks for the advice

Depends largely on quality and thickness of crust.

this.

Crust is the main part of pizza that will fuck you up.

If you think about it, it's tomato sause, cheese, and pepperoni (not the best meat but hey) and bread.

Basically everything you need, it's when you order shit pizza like from PIZZA HUT LOL that your doing more harm than good, just get papa johns, or a decent box pizza.

Don't eat it too late of course

Fuck Papa Johns.

Pizza isn't all that bad for you no matter where it's from. Stuffed Crust isn't great.

But if you eat pizza once in awhile, its ok. IF you make it a cheat meal, knock yourself out with whatever you want.

If you want to eat it once a week, you're best off going with a pizzeria style pizza with either vegetable toppings or cheese or chicken.

ITT dumbasses who pretend the hueg amounts of fat from cheese is negligible from a caloric standpoint

this person is most correct

Huge amounts of cheese? How many fucking slices of pizza do you eat fat ass? If your eating the whole pizza, yeah that's a lot of fucking cheese, but one or two slices is a decent amount.

>>285502
And lol, keep telling yourself pizza hut is good for you.

My mom works at pizza hut and she lets me in on all the secrets. You wouldn't believe the amount of oil they use for a single pizza. If you DO go for one, make sure the dough is HAND TOSSED. Especially if it's from the hut. My mom regularily checks all the labels for fat content and surprisingly the cheese isn't THAT bad.

Obviously I was assuming he would take the total caloric and nutritional content of the pizza into consideration. Nothing I said was incorrect, and I challenge that you are an idiot and your credentials are, in fact, false.

Pizza is calorie dense.
The amount of cheese on the average slice of pizza from a chain joint contains 14-20g of fat. A SLICE.

A single slice of pizza probably has 160-240 calories from cheese alone, depending how thick they lay it on.

Never said Pizza Hut was good for you. Just said, compared to other pizza places, its not much worse.

>>285550
Lots and lots of pizza places use lots of oil. No oil = dry pizza.
