Lightheadedness Anonymous
Sup /fit/, lately I've been feeling rather lightheaded.

When I wake up in the morning, the typical morning grogginess never goes away until late at night, around 9 PM or so- when I am about to go to sleep.

When I stretch at anytime in the day, my head suddenly feels a lot lighter, causing me to sit down very quickly and take a quick breather.

I've even passed out once, after getting out of the shower. Oddly, I remember falling to the floor from the third-person, although that is hardly relevant I suppose.

Anyways, I want to know what has caused this. I've had this feeling since last december when a close family member died, so it may be related to the depression I am feeling. Although, it is more than likely related to the lack of sugar I'm getting in my diet now. I've eliminated soda and junk food, so it may have to do with that.

By the way, I'm not anemic. I asked my doctor to test me and he said I was fine.

You might not be eating enough of the right stuff, or you cut out all the sugar way too fast. If it doesn't get better I would try adding a little bit back in and slowly stop it again. It could be lack of caffeine as well, try some tea(no sugar or artifical sweeteners).

first thing when you wake up: down 2 glasses of cold water. BRAIN RUSH.
