walk. ALOT, walk a fuck load for the next 3-4 weeks
your weight will fucking drop off and within a month, possibly two you will be at a weight where you and your joints can handle using a stationary bike, from there on out it's easy. hell it's easy from the walking start
it gets hard when you can't cut off the last few lbs of that body fat to get your abs to show, but thats a year or two down the road for you if you're srs
drink only water and skim milk
eat only lean food(chicken breast, turkey breasts, turkey burgers, lean beef, lean steak, tuna,salmon and talapia) MAKE EVERYTHING yourself.
Get acquainted with those types of lean foods because if you are serious and are gonna stick with it you are gonna be getting to know them inside out for the next year and by that i mean you are gonna be eating that shit strictly
though your body and mind needs 1 cheat meal a week, only 1. dont underindulge and even if you do remember its only 1 meal
if you have a job that doesnt let you do that, fuck the job quit that shit.
also get your carbs in the morning, smaller portion meals. 4-6 if you can. 3 is still ok but make sure your largest meal is breakfast
