Need Advice Fat Guy
Hey Fit,

I first off want to say thank I was 6'1 and 340 lbs pounds and now I am down to 283 lbs. I got comfortable at 280 lb and lossed my routine and have been at 280 for 4 months now. I need help /fit I forgot everything.

My diet starting monday is a banana, orange juice, milk and possible a piece of wheat toast or wheat english muffin or yogurt. For lunch I'll have a turkey sandwich with 2 pieces of swiss cheese and 150 calorie bag of chips. For dinner I sometimes wing it and cook some chicken, soup, or pasta of some nature.

I started back up my exercise routine of walking/sprinting 2 miles every other day and on the off days lifting light free weights to try and tighten up.

I'm not looking to bulk up I just want to lose wieght and stay tight is there anything I'm doing wrong?
