Well recently i stopped eating fast food, drinking all soda/juice. I eat nothing but fruits & chicken and my lunch usually consists of a bowl of pasta. I work out about 4-5 times a week.

I have seen some results on the scale(15 pounds in 2 weeks), but not really in body shape.

I still look like a fat arse.

And i don't know if its just me, but when im even eating healthy, i still manage to stuff my face with food. Like today i fucking ate a whole wheat chicken wrap like 15 brocooli head things and like 5 brusselsprouts.

How can i fucking stop myself from over eating, even though its healthy ass shit?

Eat slow, not in front of the computer or television, and EAT SLOW. Once you have the first feeling of fullness, stop!

Don't worry. The lighter you get the harder it will be for your body to migrate fat stores.

Think of every pound as a thin layer taken off your entire body, the first areas to go are always the least noticible.

You probably lost like 2 lbs of body fat, the rest is probably water weight. You can lose a maximum of 2 lbs of body fat per week, and I'm assuming you're not doing it perfectly.
