my friends told me to start off by walking/jogging 5-6 times a week, or lifting weights for 30-45 minutes every day, then walking/jogging every other day.
but let me tell you something, ive tried this in the past, and stopped it after a week, you need to find a way to keep yourself on the plan or else it will never work for you, if your the fat fuck i am
