I guess this is a cross subject between /ck/ and /fit/. I go to the restaurant for business or for pleasure at least once a week, usually two or three times. Almost always, i go to jap restaurants because nothing can beat a sashimi menu (proteins) + a serving of tamago sushi (carbs and fat) as healthy restaurant food. But what other options do you have to go out? I have the impression tan most "western" fish restaurants ruins the fish with fat-loaded sauces.Pic relatiedand now i'm hungry
