i stopped lifting for three weeks due to an injury.i used to do eleven reps on all of the lifts that i do, how many should i expect to do now?
You're a bodybuilder, so you'll probably do 11 reps, just with less weight.

no, i have fixed weight dumb bells so weight changes are not an really an option
Forget the lifts. Just do squats.
