Currently doing stronglifts 5x5 MON/WED/FRI

but i kind of want to do more like throw in 1 more day in there.

is it okay if i were to workout my biceps/triceps/chest on thursday or saturday? just 1 more day in the week making it 4 days/week at the gym. is that okay or is it over training?

This is relevant to my intrests...

How about starting strenght? can i do biceps, and triceps on one day of the week and how much. I'm getting bigger at a decent rate but I wan't mah guns. People don't seem to realize how much stronger I am nowadays and still think I am the skinny guy. (well yeah, I am but I also deadlift 200kg...)
