Gut that hangs over jeans ;_; Anonymous
The red line indicates what i'm talking about.

I'm a chickita and I have that nasty gut that hangs over jeans! I last week I changed up my night exercises to 200 crunches, 100 left/right side crunches. I do cardio for an hour at night on an exercise machine that works out the lower part of my body and it gets, oRLY, BORING.

Will jogging get rid of that small gut?! I'm thinking about doing 30 mins of jogging, and 30 minutes of the exercise machine I have.. Or juwst do 30 minutes of jogging, wait an hour, then do the machine for an hour. Does that sound good?

A muffin top?

Me and my friend were discussing these at blood donor sesh when there was a woman sat infront of us with a huge tyre-like muffin top.

I really hate them. They make me cringe. All power to the girls who have the confidence to show off their love handles (if they even doing it intentionally) but at the same time HAVE A LITTLE SELF RESPECT AND BUY SOME FITTING JEANS.

You can't target fat loss...so jogging will be just as (actually, probably more) effective than crunches.

Fux. That does not help because I eat whatever the fuck ( Nothing MAJORLY BAD LIKE PASTA AS A MEAL 4 TIMES A DAY, i eat whatever~) as long as it's not past 5pm. ;_; ;_; Shit!

Forgot to add that I ate whatever I wanted to (nothing bad once again) and was able to lose a couple of pounds. I'll probably change my eating habits this month for the better
