Lol, anyways. Honestly man, don't listen to Mr. 100 pounds, I think had a very good idea when you set your goals for 250. Because, and I know from being in the same position you were, although only six feet tall, and fat. I set my goals for too high (210 to 150) and kinda got discouraged really quick. The trick is setting your goals lower. They'll be easier to achieve, and once you achieve them, you'll feel FUCKING good. Like, AMAZING. And then, if you're not 100% satisfied, all you gotta do it set yourself another little goal, and because you've already achieved one, you'll reach it in no time. ;] As far as the pop goes, I think it's good that you treat yourself to a soda and a chicken burger everyone once in a while, it'll prevent you from plateauing, or going into the mythical "starvation mode," and it'll make things a lot easier on you. And so what if you're not losing tons of weight yes, give it time! Your body's probably a lot happier with you for eating better, and soon enough it will reward you! Don't ever stop! YOU CAN DO THIS! :)
