i was just wondering something.

now i know you should alternate when working out muscles because they need time to repair or rebuild the torn muscles, but my question is this: is there a muscle group that you can do every workout? i dont remember where i heard it but i could have sworn that your abs was one of them. i mean boxers probably have to work on those daily to endure body shots dont they?

abs can be worked out more often than other muscles, maybe not every day, but maybe like 5 times a week. the same applies for calves and forearms.

Abs/calves are very fast recovering muscles
Don't do them every day, but more like 4 times a week.
