Sup guys, I have medical fears and no insurance so I turn to anonymous non-doctors of course. For a little while now, I've been experiencing very mild but noticeable discomfort, principally in my left mid-arm. It's like I pulled a muscle or wore it out, despite not having done any extraneous activity. Sometimes this extends to my shoulder to an even lesser degree. I also experience discomfort in my chest near my heart--VERY light except for one area that's more concentrated, and agitated upon being pressed.Left arm? heart area? this seemingly obviously says "Heart problem prepare to die" to me. But upon some reading up on heart disease, heart attacks, heart hax, etc, I don't exhibit a single other symptom, not a one. And my diet and activity generally hasn't changed at all.Is there an obvious alternative problem I'm missing or am I a ticking time bomb?
Mid-left arm? Could be your deltoid. It might be shoulder impingement syndrome. I suggest a good physical therapist.I've been to a chiropractor myself yesterday, and he fixed the problem right away.Good luck.
