I'm 260 pounds and 6'. I should probably work my way down to 180. The first thing I need gone are my bitchtits. They're not outrageous, but I've got the puffy nipple thing going on.

Is benchpressing the only way to focus on eliminating them?

Benchpressing only grows pectoral muscles. You gotta lift weights and follow advice of the person above me. Don't worry, man-tits are usually the first thing to go.

I lost almost all the fat around my belly (navel area - the front) but I still have the same love handles I had 4 months ago.
