Who said it was natural. I only argue that for me it's a better option. And obviously you don't milk soy beans, but people have been eating tofu and soy products for hundreds of years. I've never had any adverse effects from the stuff and I eat 1L a day + 100g of soy protein isolate. Milk on the other hand led to horrific acne and gyne. I was definitely prone to both happening, and soy might have done the same, but since switching (about 2 years ago) both conditions have all but cleared up.
