Good evening Gentlemen,
If I weigh around 120lbs and want to get 120g of protein in my diet every day, how would I go about doing so? I drink protein shake every day and usually eat a good serving of meat with lunch and dinner, but is that enough? What else do I need to add?

What kind of shit-ass protein supplement are you taking? ON Gold standard is cheap, and it has 24g per scoop. 2 scoops is only ~250 calories, and for you, that's like 40% of what you need.

Other than that, just get high protein foods. Egg whites, tuna, salmon, chicken, lean red meats, etc.

If you're trying to gain mass, there are going to be times when you have to eat even though you're not hungry.
