I'm going camping/hiking this weekend and would like to know some good nutritious, tasty and lightweight food to take with me. Also any other tips you have.

What are your suggestions?

Other info: it's spring time here, temperature will be around 18-26 degrees celsius, low to moderate difficulty level hike.

1. Bring water. Even in not-hot weather you can get dehydrated. And a first-aid kid in ur backpack.

2. Bring a friend and/or tell people where you are going and when you are coming back. If something happens (BEARZ) they'll come looking for you.
