Is there any healthy way to sweat less? For this summer, I'm stuck living in a place with a VERY humid climate, and the thing that doesn't help is that I sweat a LOT. If it's a single degree above comfortable, I could wipe my hand across my back, and my hand would be just as soaked as if I put it in a bowl of water.

I know there's a thing about fat guys sweating a lot, but I'm not fat in the least, and I'm quite proud of my figure, so I know it's not that.

So yeah, is there any way to sweat less? I have to go outside a lot, and the way my sweat gets into my shirt and makes my shirt start sticking to me is REALLY gross.

If it's because it's humid there's not much you can do about it.

Nope. Sweating lowers core body temperature, and you sweat for a reason.

Not sweating = hyperthermia = LOLFEVER. You're boned, take showers often.

I know how you feel OP, I'm currently living in jewlandia, and after the cold European climate, I fell like a fucking jew in an oven.
