>>253753 Hey, I know how you feel. It's scary gaining weight when you're anorexic and trying to recover. If you truly want to recover, you need to first do this: Fix your mental state. Reprogram your brain. It will take a long time. Weeks, maybe even months, before it starts taking effect. Take it from someone whose still recovering from it... It's all mental. Go see a therapist who specializes in ED. It helps a lot. Don't go to a recovery facility or any of that bullshit, because most likely you'll just relapse when you get out of it because you'll be terrified of how much weight you gain while in one. Exercise, and eat healthy, but don't over-exercise. Throw out the scale. I know it's hard but if you really want to get better you have to make these sacrifices. At first it will be scary. Like a nightmare you can't get out of... But if you don't stop now, you will eventually die, and it won't matter anymore.
TL;DR, Eat more, but don't eat unhealthy. Stop over-exercising, throw out your scale and contact a therapist who specializes in ED. Also stay away from pro-anorexia sites. They just make you worse.
