Hell /fit/, this is my first time posting here, and it's more than a little awkward...

Since I was 7 (almost 15 years now) I've been overweight. In the past 3 years however it's gotten truly out of hand and I'm basically obese. I'm looking for ways to increase my energy level so I can start feeling more motivation to work out again, and I read this article in some magazine about a guy who cut all refined sugars from his diet and lost a huge amount of weight and is known now as the "endurance king". I can't remember his name but the article made some pretty ridiculous claims, like he goes to bed at 12 at night and wakes up at 4 and feels like he's had a full night's sleep, and runs for 5 hours just to warm up in the morning.... Yeah it seemed a little absurd but I'm wondering about this refined sugar thing, does it really help boost your energy levels?

Gosh you're perceptive! How'd you pick up on that, when I said "obese," or was it the font I used?

Haha yeah, part of me was like, maybe /fit/ will have some helpful information on it, but I see now I should've trusted my instincts and just treated it like any other 4chan board.

Take care fellas.

cut it in half. take whatever you want and cut it in half. that way it's half the calories... so you can have twice as much!
