Ok you 5x5ers. I've never heard of the 5x5 strength building program before coming on this board. I was always under the assumption that 8-12 reps for muscle mass and <8 for strength. I'm 5'5 at 122 and I can lift a little bit more than this guy>>195486. My goal is to gain about 8 pounds, but dramatically increase my strength.How long have you guys been on the program? Are you seeing better results than any other program?
