I don't know you people eat so little. At the minimum, I eat the following during the course of a day:
1 cup oatmeal, 1 cup Fiber One, 1 apple, 1 banana, 3 scoops of whey, 1 scoop of casein, 2 cups of milk, 4 slices of bread, 1 can of salmon, 1 chicken breast, 1 sweet potato, and assloads of vegetables (I don't count them).
And I'm still hungry and dropping fat like it's out of style.
Anyways, two eggs only totals to around 110 calories, so it shouldn't affect you that much.
