Need to lose 10 pounds to really get a good ripped look for summer.

I'm doing Cardio 3 times a week, weight lifting 3 times a week. (Similar routine for the past 2 years).

Would this be a helpful addition to cut up?

I've never taken any supplements except protein before.

just eat right most of the time. protein shake when you wake up, healthy lunch and light dinner with a protein shake between them. maybe a cottage cheese snack before bed.

do this monday through saturday with a 1 or 2 cheat meals in there. sunday is your day to eat what you like.

I have been doing most of this, for at least 2 years. Unfortunately I have plateau'd.

Don't use any fat burners or thermogenics, they're bad for your heart and often contain harmful chemicals.

The only supplements you should spend your money on is whey, and possibly creatine. But obviously if you're trying to really get cut looking, you'll want to avoid creatine for now.

i've used hydroxycut, still have 1/2 bottle behind me. Didnt really think it was that great for weight loss really, but it has a helluva lot of caffeine in it, 300 mg per serving. Worth it for the caffeine alone imo.
