Hey /fit/,
I'm looking into doing Crossfit since I agree with their philosophy (if you could call it that) and methods, and by chance that my sports call for a generally well-rounded sort of fitness. I'm especially intrigued by their commitment to learning the ins and outs of gymnastics, but I noticed that the WODs don't have much to do with that. Is there any program I could use to learn gymnastics skills like the planche, level, handstand, circle, etc, in conjunction with Crossfit? I know there are plenty of online resources, but none provides an actual plan.
