Feeling sick, should I force myself to eat? Anonymous
So here is the skinny /fit/,

I woke up this morning feeling really gassy and shit, I have been on the toilet this morning, but to no avail. I don't really feel like eating either, I have been starring at my bowl of Oats all morning, but I just don't feel at all like eating, It just makes me feel sick the thought of eating it.

Should I force the fucking bowl down my throat or just use some whey powder in water so at least I get protien for the day if I can't stomach anything?

try something a little lighter first, like a few crackers or some jello or something... just to see if you can stomach anything at all. if you can't, make sure you drink a ton of water.

anything with ginger helps an upset stomach, and apples work well in my experience.

burn calories somehow with some easy workout, whether it be running/biking/rowing/punching bag/box jumping and your body will want to eat

at least that's how I feel on days I rest. usually I have a good appetite but some days i have to do some moderate intensity cardio to get the metabolism going
