Hey /fit/ness gurus, I need help identifying a pill. I think this is either Magnesium or Zing. I got it along with Potassium Gluconate to help out me out.

My doctor said my body doesn't absorb a few minerals for some reason I forget, Now it's time for me to buy pills again since I'm too poor to afford the specific foods I need.

It comes in a small black bottle with a green top from Walgreen. The bottle says "Finest Natural"

I put it next to a Teddy Graham for a size comparison

Anyone think they can identify it?

Didn't it come in a bottle? Read the label.

its a vitamin, right?

It looks like vitamin E

The bottle got crushed and I had to put it in a plastic bag. The bag has been stored at room temperature and in a dark place.

Considering the closest doctor is 30 minutes away, the pill has no identifier, and I'm at school until he closes... and I have to buy about $70 a month in supplements... I can't really do that or find out which pill it is

The pill doesn't have any identifiers either so the pharmacist couldn't help me out

So it's not really a silly question

Nah, it's not E. Like I said, it's probably Magnesium or Zinc.

I was hoping someone here took supplements and could identify it themselves

Damn, thanks anyway guys

Zinc is usually solid.
I've never seen a magnesium pill but I would guess it comes in solid form also

I know it looks like E but I know it's not E. I only bought three pills from Walgreen (The others I got from some other store), Potassium Gluconate, Magnesium, an Zinc.

Damn, I think I'm just gonna have to open them up and find out that way

Primrose pills are clear gel, and look exactly like that actually. Not quite a vitamin, but close enough.

why can't you just buy more of both

Ok, but I really don't understand how identifying this pill will help you. Where did this pill come from? Maybe I'm slow, but this entire thread makes no sense to me. Anyway, it's definitely fat soluble. Vitamin A, D, E, or K. Probably not K since the body makes K.

It can't be magnesium or zinc. They are minerals. The pills have to be solid.
