kneel down like you are in the doggy-style position and extend one leg at a time as far back and up as you can, alternate and keep going till you cant do it anymore.
>> Deadlifts
Deadlifts and cut a little bit of bodyfat

On your hands AND your knees. And I want that ass perked straight UP. God damn yes... Just like that.

Dip your lower back down and thrust your butt up expectantly. Go ahead and bite the pillow. This might hurt a bit at first.

fisting the butt will make the hole looser and the cheeks tighter, every person's dream

>>256729<- speaks the truth. Basic pilates will probably be exactly what you're looking for. Instead of just extending your leg staticly, move it in a tight circular motion, similar to sun gods you'd do with your arms.

I'm a guy, but I have a great ass from doing exactly that.

NOTHING. Cellulite is shown by the way the fat deposits are made in your body, and "slimming down" isn't going to magically change the way fat deposits are made in your body. Even Paris Hilton has cellulite and that bitch is fucking skinny.

There's nothing wrong with toning up in general though.

To fight cellulite, you've got to go after both the muscle and the fat--together, that's what (within the bounds of your control) determines how bad the cellulite appears. So in addition to the exercises that everybody's talking about, make sure you watch your body fat.

Other than what they've said, I really like skinny squats for targeting that entire area. Put your feet together and just bend at the knees, keeping your back straight. Try to keep your shoulders in line with your knees. Basically, it looks like you're bending at the knees trying to moon somebody behind you.

If you want added challenge, I like using a 12-18lb body bar--just sling it over your shoulders and do your squats. If you don't have a body bar/gym membership, try just using a long piece of wood or something.

In addition to all THAT, there's also a lot of products available now that help with cellulite. Even just a deep massage on the area will help things (albeit temporarily).

ITT: people that know nothing about human anatomy and are unaware that cellulite is just another fat deposit and can't be spot treated.

no shit fat cant be spot treated ... but it will tone the muscles there and firm up the area.

to Cardio = running, walking, jogging, swimming.

do any of that a lot and you should drop that extra fat.
keep in mind that you will have to either eat the same amount that you currently are or eat less to see results. eating a bit less of what your already eating with increase the speed you will see results.

Also working out one specific area of the body will not cause fat lose just in that area, the body doest work like that. your body generally uses fat deposits from around your body evenly, not just one area. keep that in mind.

also working out large muscles will burn more fat, so exercises using your legs are best.

I think this is the right idea. diet and exercize are the way to go. Diet doesn't mean some crash course, it means drinking less sodas, eating less donuts, etc. Make better meal choices. Do it slow, but after a while, you'll actually prefer to eat better food. (I can hardly even drink a full bottle of soda -high fructose corn syrup kind -- anymore, when I used to down several a day.)

Get extra exercise, it'll burn off that fat. Getting toned is good, too, but won't directly help. Extra muscle will burn more fat when you exercise, but it's the exercise that's crucial.

Everyone gets cellulite. It's a natural part of aging, and there's not a whole lot you can do about it.
>> Anonymous

Not from aging, plenty of very young people get cellulite. Older people have it more because they tend to be fatter.

Put so much muscle in there that the fat stretches out and cellulite is GONE, welcome to nice ass city.
