I'm looking to try and lose some flab, but not to get a real muscle head look going. What could I do to keep my metabolism up throughout the day that wouldn't really involve a lot of strenuous aerobics?

eat every three hours in small amounts. Eat lean protien veggies, fruits, brown rice WHOLE GRAIN (not whole wheat, note multi-grain; WHOLE GRAIN). Dont eat anything that comes in a box. Do not drink anything with sugar. Drink non-fat milk, green tea, black coffee and lots of water.

If you want to optimally lose fat, you will need to do exercise. However for slower fat lose, walk an hour a day.
