My new diet starts Nov 1st (Saturday).

I am going to use /fit/ as my crutch and helper.

It's fucking happening this time.
Anyone got any tips for general weight loss?

I plan on completely overhauling my food intake and running every day.
Once a few pounds are off (and i'm more comfortable with my body shape) I'll start going to the gym.

I am 13stone 11lbs at the moment, 5foot11inches, not excersized in an age, only became fat in last year or two.

I don't think I have an "ideal weight" - I just want to lose the man-boobs that are starting to develop and my belly. What would a good 3 month target weight be /fit/?

I think I'll photo myself every week to show progress.

My healthy-eating has already started last week

i've already cut out all soft-drinks and snacks and fastfood and only drank once in the past week (where I would have been out on the piss about 5 nights out of 7 usually)

The proper diet (calory-controlled, lo-card) starts on Saturday - and I'm not going out for Halloween - I'm working.!!! BAWWW

i'd say aim for like 12st, sounds ideal weight assuming you have a little muscle.
