fucking IDIOT. damaging, unsustainable, will make you feel like shit.
eat three regular meals a day. light salads, lean meats, lots of water. curb your carbs but eat porridge in the mornings.
be prepared to do a small amount of exercise and invest at least 6 months in it.
i started this in april and have lost close to 50lbs i shit you not!! i was so fucking fat! now im just regular fat!
