Turkish Get-up to Windmill, alternate sides. Careful you don't drop the fucker on your face or let your elbow come crashing down against the floor as you lay back down. You'll seriously fuck up your wrist.
And yeah, you can pretty much do any KB exercise with a DB, but the mechanics of it are a lot different. Holding/pressing overhead is a bit easier, as the weight against the forearm helps to keep your shoulder back. Stretch/rebound out of the posterior chain is greater on swings with a KB rather than a DB, and you don't have to bend over as much to avoid removing yourself from the gene pool. Snatches are way more technique dependant with a KB.
