Here is how not to be a douchebag: Don't waste other peoples time Don't criticize or interject into others sessions Realize you're not the top shit and go around lording yourself over others by thinking only you know how to properly work out and then posting about how other people do it wrong.
Unless someone is really confused with how to do something, like adjust a seat, odds are just let them do their thing. If they're being cockheads and sitting on the bench while talking, then ask "How many sets you got left?" and they'll leave.
