okay fitfags... I was working out a bit like 2 months ago, now I moved into a new town and started new work, so basicly I just wanna get back to my training. My problem(s) are:When I was working out I had NO muscle mass increase, I got stronger, and my muscles got more toned, but no increase, still girly arms. My trainer said it was because I wasn't taking enough protiens to me. So I wanna start a knew, better nutriotion more excersising.Give me a good food plan pl0x. And some excercises (I'll be signing up for a gym as soon as I find out how the fuck to get there.)Also: I wanna quit smoking, best way? Just cold turkey, or what? Thanks
