6'4, 265 (was 285, lost the 20 very quickly). i dont count my calories specifically, but its around 1500-2000 (on non cheat days). before i got my job a month ago i was working out 3 days a week-ish, with 30 minutes of cardio and weight lifting. since work (an active on my feet job) ive lost motivation to work out, so thats my only excercise. been doing all of this for about 2 months, any other questions?
