Whats up /fit/, I'm going for my squat max today I think that its in the range of 500-525, I was wondering how should I warm up to it? (Picture related, but isn't me.)

No 3 by 10 isn't a proper warm up for maxing, your supposed to pyrimid to it, like 315 for 10 reps, then 405 for 3-4, 455-1, then i was thinking for just going for my max after 455
