/fit/ help an anon out. I want to get in shape but I haven't done any serious exercising in about 7 years when I last took physical education in high school. I'm by no means fat. I'm actually one of those lucky few who can eat whatever they want and never gain more than about five pounds. I actually lose weight faster than I can gain it by basically doing nothing. My main things I want to work on is my stomach area and my arms. When standing my stomach is completely flat but when I sit down I get some rolls. The problem with my arms is they are very thin. They look like skin wrapped around bone. What I need is some exercise routines I can do daily that won't put me in horrible pain for a week after I do them which is what usually happens to me whenever I try to do any sort of exercise. Just to give you an idea of what my body type is like my height is 6'1, weight usually is between 170-180 lbs which depends on how much I eat during a day, waist is 32" inseam is 34". So any advice would be appreciated.

if you're skinnyfat and start doing weightlifting twice per week and cardio 3-4 times per week will you see any results in, let's say, 7 to 8 weeks?
