Do you like my rucksack's worth of shopping I just did? (New diet to go with stronglifts program lolol).

Highlights: Fresh Mackerel (bottom right), Beautiful Granola Mix (Centre left), rolled oats (centre), Blueberries (bottom left), rasperries and cranberries (top left), cottage cheese and yoghurt, e.t.c

All apart from the tuna tins, berries are organic.

What interesting meals would /fit/ suggest I make with my stash?

you should pick up their organic canola oil next time you're there. I use it in all my cooking and its the only organic canola oil I can find. All the other canolas are genetically modified

Still feel like I don't have enough food for a week or two. Spose I have pasta already and some chicken in the freezer.

Trying to eat like 5x a day takes so much mental effort. Breakfast is fine, snack at 10 is fine, lunch is fine, but I cba to have second lunch, just workout then dinner then shake.
