Also, drink a fuckton of water before and during your training to avoid dehydration. Last but most importantly, do not avoid moderate cardiovascular exercise, as you build up your lungs and cut your bodyfat - you're blood gets more oxygen and at an improved rate.
Also, jerk off and tell me if your head hurts again - that will make it certain.
