i have bad habits like-
looking at porn all day
masturbating about 4 times a day
all i do is sit on my ass
barely shower
let my mind go to mush
spend all day on the net.
stay in the house all the time and it drives me nuts.

Stop being a faggot. What do you expect us to say, you already know what to do so just fucking do it you fat piece of shit.

your motivation is to not be what you are right now. if you want to be something different, make changes and put in some effort.

Troll.

dont just keep doing the whole "I'll start tommorow" bullshit.

You need to push yourself out of your comfort zone right now, and be the change you want to see in yourself.

I agree. Honestly, what do you expect us to say? Some magical words to make your life better or to give you motivation? The only person who can change your life is you. You are the one in control and if you really want to make your life different then stop being a pussy and do something. Stop posting on here and start a ruitine even if its something short work your way up and stick with it.

My advice is to go forth and fuck up. Go ahead. Go out and screw up as much as humanly possible. You'll see in time that in the long term of things, it really doesn't matter if you ultimately achieve what you're looking for.

Fitness doesn't start out easy. The faster you get over the fact you're shit at these things now, the sooner you can begin repairing them. And how is that done? For the most part, I'm afraid, it's trial and error. But it's that or continue as you are. And that doesn't sound like an option to me.

Also, fuck you if you are actually a troll.

I used my MMO experience to "break out".. I was used to the endless grinds in WOW and similar games, so running and such didn't really feel boring at all as long as I had something to think about or listen to. Also when I started lifting weights, I imagined I played the characters from the games and that I needed to powerlevel or whatever. This helped motivating me a lot. Keeping track of my progress with text and pictures or even graphs also helped

Oh. In which case, look up a fat loss routine, stick by it. Remember to eat small meals frequently (recommended is six times a day), rather than big square meals. No more soda. As much fibre, greens and lean meat/fish as you can fit on the plate. Pad out pangs of hunger with water. Proceed to work ass off by running.

If you have nowhere decent to run or don't want to run in public, don't think that's an excuse. Buy a skipping rope. Perhaps some bodyweight exercises? And I don't mean crunches or situps, get a pullup bar. It's all about working more than you consume.

Oh, and cut it out with the porn. Jacking four times a day will make you fatigued as hell, and when you manage to curb this you'll probably feel more energetic. Working out will make you a little more focus and help toward the multitude of problems you've listed.

If we're talking about inspiration to do these things, I'm actually really lacking in willpower myself. I work out, however, because I enjoy it. It's one of the few things you can control with such precision, where you can measure your success, little by little. Once you get into it, it becomes enjoyable to do.

Motivation starts with doing, not the other way around.
