Hey /fit/. I was just wondering what other vegetables I should add in my diet. These are the ones that I eat daily: broccoli, carrots, peas, corn, raw spinach. Am I missing a vegetable group that will provide me with some nutrients that the ones I eat don't have? Discuss please.....
since when is a tomato a vegetable?
>>334217No, it looks good. If you're really worried, take some multivitamins to cover all your bases. It's cheap and has little/no calories.
>>334224do you put tomatos in fruit salad?
>>334229No, but i also don't put kiwi or jalapenos in them either.
dark leafy green vegetables are I believe some of the most nutrient dense, and the most healthy for you. Such as kale, chard, etc. Also seaweed is a considered a superfood, such as alfalfa, kelp.
>>334335yes
>>334335Kale is top notch, add it to everything. Tasty and ridiculously good for you.
>>334335hereoh and raw sprouts are awesome. they've got living enzymes much better than the absent-dead non-existent enzymes.
how bad is cooking/steaming vegetables? I've heard you lose a bit of nutrition but i cant eat things like broccoli, brussels sprouts or kale raw
