How normal is it to feel like complete shit after cardio? I'm not much of a weight person, but recently I've been feeling totally drained after my 4 or 5 mile daily jogs.

For example, I got done jogging literally an hour and a half ago, and I STILL feel like garbage. I'm feeling VERY chilled (to the point where my space heater is on max and I'm wrapped in two blankets), my eyes feel strained, I have a headache, my stomach feels queasy and I have a pain on my left side around where my kidney is located.

This has been happening a lot in the last few weeks, to the point where I'm purposely skipping my jogs for a day or two days at a time to avoid this horrible feeling. I eat after working out and try to make sure what I eat has adequate carbs, protein and sodium. I drink tons of water. What could the problem be? Am I just not eating ENOUGH? I really doubt I'm having hydration problems...I go through nearly two gallons of water daily.

I seriously just feel like I'm going to vomit. The only solution right now seems to be trying to relax in a warm bath or something.

you have some sort of cancer maybe. consult a doctor immediately.

Go over your diet. Cut your jogs to 2 miles for a bit, don't avoid them.

This could be some sudden anxiety related reaction and avoiding what causes it is the worst thing you can do.

Make sure you are breathing correctly as you jog. And yes, consult your GP.

Did you hydrate properly?
Did you eat well?

Go sip some water, and eat something light and nutritious and see if it gets better. Also get some rest.

sounds like hypoglycemia. try eating something small before you work out.
