hey /fit/.Back when I was in highschool, I ran track for 3 years, and whenever I would be running around my neighborhood or in my gym, I would always imagine Samuel L. Jackson was talking to me inside my head, saying motivational things in his unique way. things like"this is only your third lap, You tired already!""Mile 3 here we go baby!""These first miles do nothing for you, its the burn of mile 4 that will make you better"Has anyone ever done something like this? I think it helped but I don't want to be seen as a crazy person..
no. no, i don't do that....but now i most certainly will. it being samuel l jackson makes it so much better
lol that is awesome op
I only hear voices saying "go eat a cheeseburger" and similary evil stuff.
I hear the same thing except it's the voice of Morgan Freeman and he's encouraging me to go take a nap when I start to exercise.
I just hear "HURRRR DURRR SQUATZ HURRRR DURRRR SQUATZ" in the voice of Andre the Giant over and over again
I sometimes can't stop counting mu own footsteps, seriously I can't stop doing it, I does hepl me focous and keep concentraTED on the race. I run Cross Country and I am mediocre, 19:23 is my best time (5k)
op is the craziest person i have ever heard of
When I lift weights in my head is NOTHING BUT A PEANUT or LIGHTWEIGHT BABY. its pretty bad actually
this kinda goes from head to outsidebut i use the anime ruleyelling makes you stronger haha
you know thats a pretty good idea OP... when I'm running I usually try to listen to music and "zone out" on the music alone. I think I may start the Sam L Jackson. "YOU TIRED MUTHAFUCKA? OH YOUR LEGS ARE BURNING? YOU'RE ACTING LIKE A BITCH RIGHT NOW."
>>330254Was watching some show on Discovery. They had a guy who karate chops cement blocks. He destroyed moar when he yelled than when he was quiet. It's kind of like a cue to your body.
"Moar Squatz"helps me, helps everyone on /fit/
