I have a question /fit/, what exactly do I eat that makes my body turn it into fat? Is it the protein? the carbs? the sugar? the vegetables?? or are all of those turned into fat?

Any nonmetabolized nutrients (protein, carbs, lipids, fats, alcohols, etc) are converted to fat.

Everything you eat turns to fat. Stop eating, and maybe it'll go away

I'm glad someone actually listened to me. *tear*

protein 4 kcal/g
carb 4 kcal/g
alcohol 7 kcal/g
fat 9 kcal/g

you either burn it, build with it, or gain it.

vitamins and minerals are technically nutrients, too, but non-calorie nutrients. at least that's what i was told.

actually fat is one of the least fattening things eatable, vs oils and grease.

so what would be the best thing to get full on? if they all get turned to fat, would eating a cupcake be the same as eating a steak of the same size?

Best thing to get full on is protein. It makes you feel fuller and it's got moar nutrition than a fucking cupcake. Obvious answer is obvious.
