Ok. See the meal in front of me? That was two pork chops with mashed potatoes and some pineapple and zucchini. The second plate was a sampler with breaded shrimp and chicken, and some garlic basted butter.

This is PRECISELY what you never eat when working out, and because of this meal I ran for 3 hours this morning, and will for the next week.

But damn that was worth it.

sadly, if you dont work out within 12-18 hours, that shit you ate gets stored as fat and you'll take forever to burn it off. a big lunch and a small dinner is a better idea.

If it was worth it, why are you facepalming?

Realizing what I had to do to work it off, etc.

the pork, pineapple, shrimp, zuchuini and chicken are actually kind of healthy, however, plain potatoes, the breading, and garlic butter arent that great for also.

also, dont eat so much, that seems like half your problem.

My diet consists of no limits on reasonably healthy food, as long as I work it off.

To keep some perspective, my girl ate garlic shrimp jambalaya with butter sauce.

One meal won't require you to run for 3 hours a day for a week just to work it off. Jesus christ.

I run an hour a day anyway, so it's only an extra 14 hours of cardio.

Not really the point. The fact is you don't need to add that much more cardio just to work off one meal.

But hey, do what you want to do.

First I skip breakfast, then I'm eating butter shakes, then I install a lipo pump to my gut as an energy source.

Slippery slope, man.

Is that you facepalming?

Is your name Doug and do you live in LA... ?

you burn on average 2000 calories even if you sit down the whole day

Unless you ate that meal for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It won't affect your body THAT much.

Nope, and no but I used to hang out in Long Beach.

Wait, misread it. Yes to the first question, that's me wearing the Windows shirt.
