1) take Wii Fit outside
2) throw Wii Fit as far and as hard as you can.
3) run after it and retrieve it.
4) repeat.

Its good for someone that doesn't do ANY exercise at all. If you have some condition it will be too easy, the board has a minimum height and the rhythm of the exercises is very slow even if you put them to the maximum speed. I bought it cause i didn't have time to go to the gym daily at decent hours (when I go, i do 1hr spinning and 1-2 hrs machine), so i wanted to replace the days of no gym with wii fit, but it was too easy, so i set it at the maximum speed, put the board above a bench to make it higher and used dumbbells, it wasnt like gym but at least it made me sweat. Doing this 2 hours a day 5 or 6 days per week and with diet I lost 6.6 pounds in two months (of only wii fit, in those 2 months I couldnt go to gym) I think that its a decent result since Im not fat, I only wanted to get rid of something like 9 pounds to be in the minimum of my weight while staying healthy, so i think it helped to reach my goal.
