hey /fit/ i was 180 pounds and i'm 14 just to let you know and in the past month i lost 25 pounds. I don't want a huge muscly body like a lot of people on /fit/ seem to i just want a skinny healthy body but apparently even though im not fit yet it looks like that wont happen for example, my legs are thick but when i run after im done running they are hard and i can't feel any fat whatsoever is this my body type and am i doomed to it or do i have to wait until im completely at my goal weight before i know?
Also, if this is my body type is there any way to change my bone structure because my hips stick out like hell.

You're doing it fucking wrong.

With that kind of weight loss, you aren't losing fat, you're losing a shit-ton of fucking muscle mass, or dehydrating yourself to lose water weight.

A healthy amount of weight loss is NO FUCKING MORE then 10 pounds a month, 1-2 pounds of fat loss per week at most, any more then that and you're starving yourself, dehydrating yourself, and your body is chewing up your muscles.
