Hey /fit/.I have really strong ab muscles, but some belly fat is covering them up. When i flex, I have a visible six pack. When I don't...it looks bad.I'm curious what the best exercise for getting rid of belly fat is. Currently I'm doing about a half hour of jump roping, with some stationary cycling, and ab/arm workouts. I don't have easy access to a gym, so I was wondering whether jump roping or bicycling is significantly better than their counterpart.
I know it sucks, but when it comes to getting rid of fat: CARDIO IS ALWAYS THE ANSWER. ALWAYS.Fat leaves the body all at once. You can't spot train it.
