Rofl you're some detective. So clever using google and the email. Anyways OP, Squats, cardio, healthy diet, no snacks, junk food, soda and you'll lose 2lb a week easy. Try to workout 3-4x a week every other day. Should be simple enough. I doubt you have a gym membership so do Burpees (youtube) and HIIT (google).
