Good Morning /fit/.

Just a quick rundown, im 19, 5'10 and I fluctuate between 145-155. I have done a taping for body fat and found I am under 10%, however I know thats completely wrong. My upper body isn't toned/defined, but its moderately strong. I can do 15-20 Pull-ups and around 75 push-ups.

With all this, my cardio is absolutely horrendous, mainly because I sit around and only do body resistance stuff while watching TV. However, that isnt the point.

Anyways, I've been looking for a laid out routine that works 3-4 days of the week. With a set amount of sets/reps. I currently do not belong to a gym, because I am unsure of a healthy/benefitial workout routine, so I don't see spending $10-$20 for something I'm not sure of. The gym I will be going to though is a somewhat small and old gym, without some of the newer equipment.

tl;dr - Looking for workout schedule (full body), 3-4 days a week, for someone in average/slightly above average condition. Nutrition and Supplement guide is a bonus, but not biggest priority.

Doesn't have to be a self written schedule or anything, just a referral to a legitimate site which you have seen evidence of the schedule working will suffice.
