no you need trim. the bar on the upper part needs to be supported by it. Find some spare wood and screw it to the frame

step2. spot a solid branch
step3. do chin-ups or pull-ups
step4. ????
step5. PROFIT !!!!

You could also do it using monkeybars in a park or something similar.
