Hey /fit/,

I'm a skinny white male, age 18, and about 5'11. I weigh about 118 lbs, 120 on a good day. I usually don't eat anything unless I'm really hungry, but lately I've been eating an extra meal and more 'snacks' per day to gain more weight. I was working out for a month or two, before I got two injuries that made me stop for 2 months, so I just started again last week.

I was wondering, what are some good foods to eat, how much should I be eating each day, and what are good foods to eat right after working out to gain weight. I wouldn't mind being the right weight for my height for once (What's that? 135-150lbs~?).

Pic related, but it's not me.

Eat a thousand times as much food as you do. Eat when you aren't hungry. Eat until you're sick.

EAT FFS. Eat as much as you can but try to watch the sodium content.

drink beer, eat while drinking.

you dont have to drink like an alcoholic, a good microbrew can be about 5-800 calories on its own, per 12 ounce serving, throw in a sandwich or something else and youll gain a shit ton of weight.

not healthy you say? BS nothing wrong with drinking alcohol and eating a good healthy sandwich.
