OP here I was looking for info on how to increase strength, not look ripped (yet), as I'm trying to burn off the extra fat through HIIT. I'm at 15% body fat, but its just that I can't seem to get any stronger from my usual workouts, I only get a small increase in muscle mass.
Apparently its got something to do with the nervous system, I just need some advice on what exercises improve the neural system in the muscles
