I've been lifting weights regularly and doing other exercies for a while now but today I introduced myself to abdominal crunches.
I keep vomiting after workouts... what the fuck /fit/? Has this ever happened to anyone?

How intensely are you working out? If it's a really intense workout and you're vomiting afterwards, you might want to slow down a bit.

Maybe you get too dehydrated from working out?

1. you are getting too hot in workouts. Get AC, or a fan
2. you are dehydrated. Drink more water before workout, and certainly don't try to try to make up for your drymouth by drinking a shit ton during it.
3. you might not be eating right. 3 real meals in a day. Workout in between a meal, and you should be snacking up until you workout.

has a point. Some gyms (the crossfit cult is a big example) take pride in working people out until they vomit. If you're going balls out crazy in the gym, step back a little bit. Increase rest periods or scale back the volume a little. If you're still puking after that, I don't know what to tell you.

Ah, I usually work out after my final meal of the day. I'll take your advice on water intake and AC.

You're fine, I'm going to agree with the AC/water thing. If I haven't drunk enough water or haven't eaten properly before a long run on a hot day, I'll be heaving after.

Also, River Tam is hot.
