Ultimate /fit/ Help Session! Trying2BFitFag!lolz
Alright /fit/ guys i need your help. I am a senior and have just graduated high school and am looking to spend this summer working out and running to get into shape come college.

There are three major things i want your help with.

The first being a workout regiment. I want to try and work out and make the most of the time spent working out. To begin the summer i want to work on my legs and core, then towards the end work on the upper body more. I'm thinking about working out every other day as this will provide me with enough rest time and still make me work out a lot.

The Second thing i need of you is a running schedule. Should i run everyday? Every other day? Just the days I'm resting? I'm also interested in implementing a HITT Program to my schedule as well as a long distance part.

The Third Thing i ask of you is a proper diet. Being on 4Chan a lot, i don't have one of the best diets. If i could get a lay out of a diet that can guide me in the Bulking phase of my workout so that i can make the most amount of progress possible that would be a great help. I know that you have to have a lot of small meals with lots of proteins while still balancing a healthy amount of carbs.

tl;dr I need a Workout Regiment for the summer as well as a Running schedule to coincide with the work out and a diet plan.

1. You're probably fat and never been to the gym in your life.
2. You're not a chick so how the fuck would you know what looks good to them.
3. I have seen more big, built guys pull chicks purely for the fact that they are big and built than I have seen skinny nerds pull.

Yeah, it doesn't look like its up.

So i realize that after looking through all of this material it's all still pretty staggering to take in all at once.

I think i want to make my own kind of system but still base it off of stuff that works. All of these kind of workouts i've been pointed too thus far have been mostly just do it type of workouts instead of having any type of synergy or science behind them.

Maybe im just over thinking it again and SHOULD just get out there and start working out.

P.S I Will be getting pics tomorrow as tomorrow will be the first day of my summer work out.

MAX-OT is all about synergy and science. They do a very good job of teaching you how and why it and your body works. If you read nothing but the information they give you you will still be ahead of 80% of gym goers. Keep trying that site, i doubt it will be down any longer than a few hours.

BTW Sorry for posting so much in my own thread, but if i were to work out every other day and diet correctly, what could one expect to get out of 4 months of working out?

Depends. Doesn't say if you're fat or skinny, or if you want to build muscle or lose weight.

You can built a noticable amount of muscle, but that'll also add a bit of fat.
Or, you can diet and pretty much become completely lean, unless you're obese.

You can't do both in that little time.

how fat are you? if you want to get rid fat fast then follow this..

1) lift weights, chest and back one day, then biceps, deltoids, and shoulders. 5x5, do about 2/3rd s of your total sets
2) do HIIT for 20 mins
3) do moderate cadio for another 20 mins
4) do the rest of your weight set, or 2/3rds.

total time working out would be like 90 mins or like an hour and half., dude its summer, no need to spend too much time working out.
