yo /fit/, I'm in the process of trying to shed fat. Do cardio 3 times a week sometimes more on a bike. watching what I eat blah blah. .......I eat stuff like this all the time.....meat rice and veg or lentil, greanpea type food. This seem good for trying to burn fat ??

pic was dinner. grilled porkchip , little rice and a lot of lentils with salt and pepper...

Diet seems pretty good. Make sure to plenty of variety though. Fruit every once in a while, maybe some different carb sources to make sure you're getting your micronutrients. You doing any weightlifting?

Yep, and cardio itself will give some decent results. It's just a lot easier with an extra few pounds of muscle to help metabolize the fat. And remember there's always the possibility of finding a barbell and plates at garage sales or Craigslist at ridiculously good prices.

stop looking to /fit/ for a new exercise plan because in the 3 days since you started your fitness plan, you don't see any results and you've decided your unique biochemistry makes you completely immune to all known laws of thermodynamics and physiology, and just can't lose the weight.

grow a spine. do something on your own. keep working out. work out hard. eat less. remember, eating more made you fat in the first place.

if after 2 months you don't see results, change something: your diet, your exercise plan, something. but educate yourself.

Keep in mind the law of thermodynamics: calories in vs. calories out. You can lose weight living on Twinkies if the amount of calories you take in is less than what you burn. Thus, if you truly wish to lose weight, figure out how many calories you are taking in each day. Also, the more lean muscle you have on your frame--acquired via resistance training--the more fat you will burn.

whatever op. it takes up more than half the damn plate. sure it's .25 kg. if you lurked for more than 10 minutes, you 'd know that meal portions for fat reduction are advised to be no more than 5-600 calories, with dinner being one of the smallest meals of the day. that "chip" alone is close to 500 cal (at ".25 kg", which that is not).
