Ok /fit/ I've been working out for a while now like 2 years. Because of my age I play it safe and only do cardio push ups sit ups and 10lb dumbbell lifts.

I have a good build skinny yet buff and I am one of the strongest kids in my school my problem is what else can I do to bulk up.

Bullshit. Your growth plates are formed by 12. The only possible way to stunt your growth at 16 is to destroy your knee or something like that.

Not true you can damage the plates when working out with things such as squats

Do you want to be strong, or do you want to be a body builder? They have vastly different methods and results.

Principally, you have to overload yourself. If you are used to doing 10 pounds, then start lifting 12.
