I have a glorious body frame. Thick, resilient, strong, and proportionate. I have handsome features, clean skin, and thick, soft hair. Lastly, my body is highly adaptable to environmental, living, and training conditions. Meaning I could last longer without sleep, or out in the cold with minimal protection, or without food, than most. Also, my body can match my willpower - if I push it to the limit I could keep up with anyone at the sacrifice of my body (at least for a while). I also retain all my strength and muscular gains if I enter a period of apathy or a lapse of training (which is rare though). Lastly, my bones are cartilage are lubricated and ardent, I've only broken two bones in my life, and they were minor.

Now, for the cons of my genetics. I have a slow natural metabolic rate. So I can get lethargic and gain weight extremely easily. I have weak rotator cuffs but that's from abuse, and I am repairing them with strength training. I also have a few double joints which are inconvenient in my opinion. I wish my hands were larger, but whatever.

I'm 6'0, 206lbs, and at 8% BF at the moment.

So men, this is the thread where you take a moment for introspection and retrospection too summarize your genetic disposition and traits. You're pros and your cons. Brag about yourself, or find help with your flaws.
We're free too be men here, after all.
