once every 3 or 4 weeks i break my diet by pigging out on taco bell. this is usually after a massive workout. i consider the breaking of my diet to be a special treat.

You fail for two reasons.

1.) You don't understand cheat food. The body is accustomed to healthy food, and will flush out the cheat food if you have it once per microcycle.

2.) Food is just food. You eat it and take it's nutrients. You still have 4 other senses. If you are a slave to taste, well, you're a little bitch with no willpower.

You just run 2x in a day, or for 2x as long. I find 2x a day easier than twice as long.
