Under 15% fat? Anonymous
I've never found a way to get below 15% body fat (aside from just laying around and smoking pot and not eating or doing anything for a few weeks). I lost a lot of weight, when I was fat, by walking at the park anywhere from 3 to 10 miles a day. It didn't leave much time or enthusiasm for other exercise, but it got the job done. Would that still work to get down to around 10% bodyfat?

Isn't it counter productive to do that much? Like, if you do deadlifts on monday, isn't it just over taxing your muscles to go jogging on tuesday?

bigger car = more gas burned. get bigger muscles. Also, spread meals through the day, in the proper proportions. make sure you're getting enough fats. Run/HIIT/Crossfit/Cardio machines. ZOMGWOW IT'S ALMOST LIKE IT'S THE SAME ADVICE AS ALWAYS.

hurr durr, I already do all of those things, I am in good shape, I just can't get the land handful of pounds off so that my abs will show. My fat loss hits a wall right around 14%.

Cardio buddy. Eat healthy and hit your bike or something

Riding for a half an hour to an hour a day will bring your body fat down a lot pretty quickly
