Ive been eating healthy and cut out sodas candy sugars blah blah blah. basicly ive been on meat and water 95% of the 3 weeks ive been doing it. im 5' 11 and i went from 220 to about 190, 195, i noticed alot of my face, inner thighs, man boobs, fingers, have shrunk down and my stomach really flatened out. the only thing is it seems like ive lost NOTHING on my side/lovehandle area, and like right below my armpit area. when is that shit gonna start shrinking down? note that all ive done so far is eat right, no workout etc.

well i guess that about sums it up. but im trying to fix it, which is better than nothing. i dont work out per say, but i actually go outside, and i walk to alot of neighborhood places instead of driving.
