Which should I be looking more towards to in the morning, fiber or protein? Today, I had 38g of fiber and 26g of protein for breakfast. I am planning what I eat tomorrow, but always see that I either don't get at least 20g fiber or protein.
I lean toward protein, but only because I work out when I get up (inb4 "fapping isn't exercise")Regardless, both are important, and you should balance the two. I do 60%/40% protein to fiber, respectively, but again, I <3 PROTEINZZX
