I had some spine problems, so I have to do pushups and weightlifting, Resulting in me starting to look slightly athletic.
So I 'trained' some more.
Friend of mine says I should go to a fitness thing, because they give advice and stuff, and keeping you from doing 60 weightlifts in a row.
But I already have weights and handthings for doing lots of pushups... what is the smartest thing to do?

I have this build right now. I'm shorter than him though.

Use to be Holocaust skinny. work out now. Is this probably the most I can maintain with out eating on a Nazi strict schedule and till im bloated all day? seem to have plateaued eating comfortably and working out 3x a week.

I know it's not great, but it's not unattractive either like i use to be

The man held a 125 pound bar in front of him, elbows locked for "several seconds"

Try it. Seriously, try it. I don't care how big you are, strong you are, if you can hold it till the count of five, I'll make a personal effort to stop talking about why Bruce Lee's physique was more functional and superior to a body builder's physique.
