How much everyday cardio do one need?I ask you this, cause i absolutely HATE the treadmill/cycle/whatever in the gym, so fucking tedious and boring.I however bicycle 25km's each day (to and from school) + the odd when going places.I tried measure my speed, and its an average of 25km/h, and the route is VERY hilly.My fitness routine is full body 3 times a week, have no problem in that department.But im kindda curious, is that enough "cardio", or do i need more?

30 minutes a day of good cardio is just fine. More is just healthier, as long as you eat correctly.
