What does /fit/ think of my full body dumbbell exercise?
Please comment and critique, I want this to be perfect.

Chest: Flat Dumbbell Press, Flat Flies

Shoulders: Seated Shoulder Press/Military Press, Lateral Raises

Back/Traps: Dead Lifts, Bent Over Two-Dumbbell Row, Upright Row, Shrugs

Biceps/Triceps: CURLZ, Hammer Curls, Overhead Triceps Extensions

Legs: SQUATZ, Lunges, Calf Raises

Abs/Obliques: V-sit ups (no weights), Side Bends

well, u can still do all ur crunches

but youll never get good biceps without your cable preacher curls or good tris without burning in the cuts with triceps pushdowns. also, cable crossovers are a must, and they are machine. so you must make like machine as well
