Hello, /fit/.
I had an abortion a month ago after being pregnant for about 3 months. I went from maybe 120 to125 (5'7"). I've never really been in shape, but I was skinny enough for it not to really matter. Granted, I'm still pretty skinny now, but I have a bit of a tummy and some love handles (but it's great having some titties for once).
What I want is to get a little definition, and loose the little extra I have. I eat quite well (I cook a lot), and my job involves walking around for 2 hours (page at a library).

tl;dr, A small morning exercise program, 10-15 minutes, to stretch and tone a pale average skinny girl.

Really, I wasn't doing as such. I don't know dick about exercising, really, and I wasn't sure if me being pregnant would have an effect on trying to lose the weight. I've heard that it's harder for women who've had babies/abortions to get in shape, due to hormones or something.

It's going to make you more flexible, but not help you lose fat, because that's what you really want, to lol tone. You need to be burning fat if you want to lose your pouch and lovehandles. Toning and spot reduction is a lie. How your body loses fat is like a lake of water. If you dip a bucket into it, the bucket isn't going to leave a hole in that spot, it's going to make the whole lake go down slowly.

How to lose fat? That means eating less and doing some sort of cardio. And it's going to take a little longer than 10-15 minutes a day.

No, I do realize that what I'm looking to do isn't completely body-altering. In addition to morning stretching/jumping jacks/whatever-the-fuck, I'll be trying to go on a walk/jog regularly, cutting down a little on the food, etc.

try and do at least 30 minutes of walking or jogging, or atleast some sort of physical activity which elevates your heart rate.
