Hey /fit/ can any of you guys give me any advice for push ups? I can do plenty of chin ups, chair dips, and tons of "modified" push ups but I can not do proper ones, any tips would be great thanks. Pic related (it's what I need to do)

You know the bicep is the dominant muscle in the arm. Of course he can do chinups.

I have a similar problem. I can bench press heavy weights easily, but when it comes to push-ups i can only get out about 20 before my arms get tired as fuck.
