>>283646 Thanks for the tip, but i have so many exercises b/c i lift until total muscle failure. when i started i could max out with only 1-2 exercises/muscle group but now i need higher weight + more exercises to even get sore. Soreness is what you aim for b/c that means you caused alot of microtears in your muscle right? Or do i have that whole concept wrong?
