I got some questions, I just bought protein and creatine. I don't know wether to use them before or after my workout, or should I use it both before and after my workout? No one really explained it to me. I want to use this to bulk up.

read the labels? Use the protein as a pre workout shake and possible post workout shake, just mix (in a shaker) with water. Eat like you normally would and drink the protein.

I do heavy lifting at my work, and continuously (about 1000 50 lb boxes per day over 8 hours). What time should I drink protein shakes? before work, during lunch or after work?
