Okay, fitfags, I am 5'8'' and 145lbs. I am fifteen, and I'm turning sixteen in april. My picture is to the left (its blurry cause my phone is fucking trash). My goal is not to lose weight, or anything like that, but to make healthier drinking (and eating) decisions. I drink soda whenever it's available in the house, if not I'll drink water. Recently, I made this huge ass pitcher of tea (by combining about seven bottles of water with some of those Tea2Go packets). I've been drinking this for the last week when I'm thirsty. The tea2go packets have nothing in them besides 100% vitamin C, is it better for you to boil tea packets then chill them?

tl;dr: Need the healthiest drink that isn't water.

if so, water and a low carb diet is the way to go.

but milk, milks about as healthy as you can get, probably more so given all the crap they put into water nowadays.

Just to show that I'm not worried about my weight, if I ask about eating healthy or something without showing that I'm not overweight, I might have been targetted by harpoons.

When my mom gets milk, I make her get 1%. I used to drink whole, but 1% doesn't taste all that different to me.

TRY THIS:
go to the natural foods section of a good store (not walmart)----or go to a health food store--- and get a liquid called STEVIA. It should be near tea or baking or something. Ask. It comes from a plant called Stevia, has no calories and no effects upon your blood sugar because it has no sugar in it. It is an herb with a chemical that, when mixed with other things, makes them sweet with no aftertaste.
Get it. Get limes or lemons.
squeeze 1-2 small limes or lemons and put into a large glass. Fill with water and some ice. Put in 4 drops stevia. Stir. Taste. Not sweet enough? put in more. This stuff saves my life.

healthiest drink? I'd go with fresh celery juice. Organic is recommended.

I would suggest others such as wheatgrass but celery is a nice compromise between palatability and health.

Also if you exercise a lot it would make the best all natural electrolyte replacer.

Start making cups of tea from teabags. this can be done instantly too, get a teacup, add water, add teabag, microwave for 1 min. Learn to drink it without any sugar or milk or shit like a real man.

Drink water. Lots of it. Constantly. Flavor it with lemon or lime juice if it's too boring. Pussy.
