Hey /fit/, I just got some Ciproflaxin for an ear infection, and I realized that I wanted to eat some cheese with my meal but they warn that if you eat a meal with cheese, not to eat too much as dairy can do SOMETHING when taken with Cipro

So has anyone out there taken Cipro and eaten dairy? Does it just not work well with Cipro or make you puke?

if you're on cipro you really shouldn't be eating anything moar difficult to digest than warm applesauce. that stuff destroys your intestines and especially the bacteria in there that bearks down foods. boil the shit out of all your food until about a month after you're off the cipro

Patients should not take ciprofloxacin with dairy products (like milk or yogurt) or calcium-fortified juices alone because absorption of ciprofloxacin may be significantly reduced; however, ciprofloxacin may be taken with a meal that contains these products.

Just don't eat a shit ton of cheese and call it a meal with your cipro.
