hey fit. at my heaviest i weighed 220 and i just weighed myself in at 163. I am 6'4. Ive been on a pretty strict diet for some time. i just dont eat anything thats blatantly bad for me. But i really dont think i want to drop below 160. i havent had the problem of being underweight since i was 10 (im 20 now). what kind of diet should i have for weight maintenance? ill post pics if you want them...

definition is reducing bodyfat to reveal MUSSLE. So yes, you'd have to lose weight. And that would be extremely unhealthy, so you have to gain weight and MUSSLE first, before cutting it away so that you don't die.

if he's 6'4'' and 160 he doesn't need to lose more weight. if you want to get just definition, find a good all around weight training program and eat a good amount of calories , plus a lot of protein. If you don't mind bulking and cutting (which is eating a shitton and lifting a lot for a few months, then losing all the fat by doing a shitton of cardio and eating less), which is better in the long run, go for it.
