FreeRunning/Parkour Routine Anonymous
Need FreeRunning/Parkour Routine.
Need to work on Everything, agility, endurance, balance [sQUatz ?!], a bit of flexibility, and lots of strength.
have gym membership with lots of freeweights.

if you dont know a routine, post tips, protips.

Goal:run really fast, not get tired, be able to jump high and climb shit, not break my knees from landings.
