hey b, this is me , im a little itty bit fat, i play ice hockey 3 times a week, its not enough cardio, i just want to lose like ehh, 40 lbs
180 to 140 i think thats what i am.
what do you think i do
i try eating healthy but i always fail

I too want to lose my tiny amount of fat. it's JUST enough to hide my abs and is aggravating as fuck. I got to the gym every day. 30 minutes of lifting and 30 of cardio. what can i do to lose this fucking belly fat?! losing ten pounds would do it. HALP!

NO, this is /fit/.

The simplest way is known because it works, eat healthy and exercise, you can go for any perfect routine people will recommend but when it comes down to it you only need the willpower and motivation coupled with any logical approach. Just eat responsibly and go for a 30minute jog daily or every 2nd day.

i know, my doctor told me i shouldnt lose any weight, but its just enough to cover up my abbs and gives me tiny boobies, it pisses me off, i know i would have a six pack if i got rid of it, i just dont know the best way without starvation. also i do 200 situps a day 100 in morning 100 before bed, i get enough protein and vitamin c, i dont eat much junk food, maybe a cookie here and there, and i got hockey 3 times a week wich is hardcore cardio for me, i think i should start jogging but theres got to be something else easier, like 10 lbs i week.
