What are some easy cardio exercises one can do in a small space like a hotel room. The hotel my company booked doesn't have a gym or anything.

OP, for 'easy' cardio to be effective, you need to do it for a long time. But doing something for a long time is not easy. You should do moderate exercises like burpees or squats but if you think it's too dangerous for your 300lb pound skull then don'T do it.
