I really feel like shit after I eat breakfast unless it's really small (gives me the runs). So I usually eat at around 3-5 hours after I wake up. Suggestions?
Eat fruit in the morning, and yogurt, fruit is digested in the intestines and as such is digested so much easier and with some sort of flushing effect.
yap eat fruit. I usually have an apple or banana with either a glass or orange juice or water. Sometimes I'll have a bagel. I don't eat big breakfasts unless I'm planning on either a) not eating again for 8 hours or b) planning on doing nothing all day.
OMG. This is the stuff I get to eat when I go back home down south when college is over. BBQs FTW. Except replace the weird ass meat with some fried chicken.

youre supposed to eat 45minutes after you wake up. try to eat other foods...something like that picture will give you the runs..so eat something more simple
