Hey /fit/,

I am really skinny (5'6" 115lbs). What is a healthy (and maybe fast) way to gain weight. I'd like to be somewhere between 120 - 130 lbs.

just make sure you're not eating junk food. High protein, semi-low fat(nothing crazy unless you also want to be ripped).

Drink milk, healthy, it has ~30g protein and ~15g fat /L which you without a doubt need judging your current weight

I thought so. I used to have weight training in high school and I was at the highest weight ever and in shape. But since then I lost all that weight.

but well said from the posts earlier..high protein with moderate weight lifting will do you good..but not lifting everyday..maybe 2 times a week to get started..then gradually move up to every other day
