135 lbs :(for 5 reps
i'm interested. i can do about 15 pistols, about 215 lbs bodyweight. how much could i possibly squat?
105 for 5x5. I havent maxed out yet but im getting close =/ugh, i just realized its been
315x10, 3 sets. Then I finish out with burnouts of 225, which I can do about 22-26 times depending on how I feel that day.
110lbs tomorrow, cause im on the 5x5 programafter saying that, figure out how many reps
just started 5x5 last week and im up to 205. still need to up it though.
