first time posting here lurked before visit other boards
just wondering
i've been practicing Kempo for about 3 years
what are some other good arts to practice for bettering my fitness
dont say TKD all the schools here are full of little kids

BJJ or Judo, fag. Grappling burns more calories than any other type of martial arts.

Boxing/kickboxing/muay thai.

These are somewhat 'simpler' styles so you'll possibly spend more time punchan and kickan and sweatan than worrying about whether or not your ass is sticking out at the proper angle in this stance or if your last punch was a millimeter too low to hit the 47th liver nerve.

Also: Capoeira is a serious conditioning experience.
Can't say for sure about the grappling styles....

For what it's worth I've never seen a kung-fu or capoeira practitioner that wasn't absolutely ripped -- like Michaelangelo's David, absolutely man-gorgeous.

The kung-fu might be a fluke since there's only one place in my area and instructor doesn't cut any corners,
But capoeira will probably make you use muscles you did not know you had in ways you did not think possible.
