Hey, /fit/.

I'm 6'3" and my job requires me to be hunched over in front of a computer screen all day long. I constantly worry about my posture and sometimes experience back pain. Can you recommend any exercises or tips to improve posture?

Shit, I just asked a chiropractor this last week.
Ummm. Fuck. Lemme rack my brain for a moment.

First exercise involved leaning up against a wall, back to the wall. Try to press your butt, shoulders and head to the wall. Hold it for a bit.
Second exercise involved shifting your head backwards (while sitting) using only your neck muscles. Not tilting, shifting.
20 second stretches are ideal for ALL forms of stretch.
