I NEED MASS Anonymous
I'm about 5'10 and only about 135.

I do work out almost every day at the gym.

But i'm thin and skinny as hell and need to mass up, what's the best way except for getting fat. I'm trying to get a bigger body so I can get some tattos and not look like a skinny fucktard with color on him.

I try to eat alot of protein; eggs, steak, and some times that muscle milk shit.

Say you push the same muscle to exhaustion every day. That's over working it. If it's sore when you wake up, don't exercise it that day. (but do stretch it)
