pretty much anything really, as long as you can manage to do it for over 20 minutes.

People recommend swimming/running because of how easy they are to start up. I mean, running, seriously, most people don't even need to jog to break a sweat (I know I don't, my cardio is basically 30 minutes of speed walking up a 6 degree hill), and swimming is nice because its hard to tell when your sweating.
