drop biceps completely, and combine lower and upper back days. don't do back and legs same day, in fact, you should do legs at least twice (if not more) during the week. They're important, you know..
the best chest exercises (dips and bench presses) already work the triceps already, so no need to do on the same day.
in fact, maybe it's just best if you go to stronglifts and do what the guy there tells you to....
