I want to improve my cardio alot.
Currently I can run about 500 feet before I collapse in a vomiting mass.

Whats the best way to do it /fit/?!

jump rope? jogging? beating a tire with a sledgehammer?

This. If you're really out of shape, you can do some walking and it'll probably get your pulse up pretty high. Don't just attempt to run if you've never really done proper running in your life, you have to build your way up to it.

Its not that Im out of shape.

5'10 160 pounds, I have a 4 pack, how ever those bottom abs never come out.

I lift often, its just I never did cardio.

Try doing some long distance walking, then run a quarter of what you just walked.

For instance:

Walk for 10 minutes
then do a slow jog for 3

walk for 40 minutes
run for 10


Then try bumping up to half walk/half run. Then 3/4 Running.

Also do this on a track, treadmills suck.
