Hey /fit/, I, male weigh 75-80 kg, and am 185cm. (Flabby). I'm trying to lose weight, I go jogging/walking (as intensely as I can) every day for about 30 minutes. My question is how many calories do I eat to lose weight, I've been aiming for 1500-2000 but I'd like to have it confirmed.Thanks.
