Today I have officially started my fitness journey to better health and better looks. I just got done with my HITT session. I did 25 minutes on a stationary bike. I was wondering if this would suffice for cardio or is it too little for a stationary bike?

Also is it a good idea to do cardio then go to sleep afterwards (after I shower anyway?) I like to do my cardio late at night because I running/biking is for faggots and don't want to sit there doing it in front of my family.
