i have the feeling you're paranoid because you were a fatty that now you've lost the weight that putting any back on will bring back bad memories.
if that's the case, do it in stages. bulk 15-20 lbs over a few months, cut and you should have 3-4 lbs new muscle underneath. repeat as needed.
cutting 10-15 lbs is nothing compared to what you already did, so it's all easy, yeah?
