Sup mis/fit/s,

I have a problem, because of college and work, I have difficulty eating well. For breakfast, I often skip it, or get some shitty chips/doughnut at the local AM PM.

For lunch I can choose from Taco Bell, Del Taco, or Jack in the Box.

I'm thinking of packing a lunch from now on. What should I bring?

and breakfast tips. I can't cook, and nothing microwaveable seems to be good. I still live with my parents, and they haven't taught me how to cook eggs, and they're too fucking lazy to do it.

Fuck.

If you can't cook an egg, there is no hope for you.

It's real easy to cook eggs. You just put butter in the pan (or I guess since this is /fit/ you may want to use a substitute?) then you crack the egg, put it in the pan. Depending on the egg you want you proceed to cook it and then flip it... cook it and then youre done. If you want scrambled you crack the eggs into a bowl and mix with milk or water in amounts proportionate to how fluffy you want the eggs to be, mix it with a whisk and then pour it into the pan. Then you take a spatula and start separating the eggs as they cook. Viola, you now know how to cook eggs.

I don't even use butter, I just fry the eggs and scramble them in the pan. Plop the eggs onto wheat or white bread (whatevers in the house at the time) and cover them in ketchup. nom nom nom.

It's pretty easy to learn how to cook. You obviously have the internet, so simply look up what you'd like to make. Start out simple. Like eggs.

You won't start out well, of course, but just keep doing it until it's just another simple task. That's how I learned: through the intertubes. You'll eventually either have a six sense for when things are done cooking, learn how to eye/prod/cut to figure it out, or become a methodical minute-counter.

As far as your lunches, pick up some tasty ingredients and some wheat bread or something. That part's easy. Make sure you get a variety, though. Sandwiches everyday is fine as long as you don't use the same ingredients over and over.
