no, it's used for its caffeine as a stimulant. the notion is that, given enough, the person will be hyper, heart rate will be elevated etc. they're going for a thermogenic effect. wiki it.

it'll flush some water out of your system since caffeine does that too, so you may lose a little weight from them, and stimulants will increase metabolism so there might be a little truth behind it but its not directly a "fat flusher".. its mostly the same principal behind ECA stacks

they won't hurt, try it and see if there are any results. i've heard of a lot of people taking them around various forums so there is probably something to them. but if you don't see any benefit you'll just be wasting money

You need Omega-3 more because the average diet has WAY more Omega -6 according to latest researches.

Fish oil and flax has more Omega 3. take both or either.
