I do believe about the legs and abs, just have a lot of fucking power in those areas and learn how to move that power up and out to your fist and into their fucking face and you'll win.

1 it's not just abs that r important in martial arts. It's also back muscles (mainly lower back)
2 The 1 inch punch isn't a practial move it's the concept that Bruce Lee used to show max force over min distance. If you body is tuned right u can kock some1 down 3x your size.
