Hey /fit/,

I'm sick of making excuses for not exercising. I want to go for a run, but there's snow and ice everywhere. I live in an apartment building and I can't disturb the other tenants. How can I get some cardio in?

Listen to this man. He knows what he's talking about.

Jump rope is good but could be noisy for the people in the apartment below you. You could try a treadmill that folds to save space or an exercise bike. A simple weight set is very beneficial thing to have, as lifting weights is arguably more important than cardio.

I'm worried about the ice, not the snow.

Ok, so I'll go out and spend $250 because of a snow day.

I wish I could jump rope, but can't because of neighbors. I have weights, but I'm more concerned with cardio. Treadmill/Bike is too expensive at the moment.

If you can't afford a hundred bucks for an exercise bike (check craigslist) then bundle up. But make sure you lift weights over cardio if you aren't already.
