I've been doing HIIT-cardio in place of 'steady state' cardio for the past week.
I'm 5'10'', about 145 pounds.
I thought I needed something to trim me down just a bit, as I got a little lazy of the summer vacation and got a little too soft for my own good...
I've read innumerable times about the benefits of HIIT as opposed to stead-state, and was wondering when I'd start to see/feel/notice a difference.
How long should I wait before I start noticing something?

After a couple of sessions I start to feel a bit different.

I have "bursts" of energy throughout the day, and after a week or two, I was starting to see abdominal muscle start to develop, because I was melting off the flab so fast.
