Going vegan could possibly lower your cholesterol. Reducing your salt intake would be better for lowering your blood pressure, although the two- high cholesterol and high blood pressure- often go hand-in-hand.
The estrogen in soy is not the same as the estrogen that the human body produces (yes, men produce it too). As far as I'm aware, there haven't been any conclusive studies on the effect of soy on testosterone production. As with all things, eat it in moderation and you'll be fine.
