dear /fit/

i'm a very poor student going into my 2nd year, i have had no financial help from parents and im running out of cash. i wanted to ask: is my mega cheap diet unhealthy? all i eat (to save money) is Tesco value pasta (19p for a 500gram bag) with cheap ass tomoto soup on top to givr it flavour. that is literatly it, been doing this for about 2 and a half month. am i fucking up my body?

yes, variation in nutrition is needed.

hey op i'm in your situation also and yes, your current diet will end up hurting you

what i do is i visit farmers markets and shop at grocery outlets, sure the food's not as fancy or whatever as like savemart and stuff but they do have a good selection of fruits, vegetables, foods and stuff. look around town for something like winco or food for less.

you're not getting all the nutrients your body needs, that'll end up shutting your body down if you do it for too long

a french teacher of mine said she ended up being malnutrition, in college, because she just drank tang and ate spaghetti-o's

I ate about that well for a few months.

I lost a lot of weight, at least a stone.
