Was is the correlation between loss of appetite/weight loss and infatuation? I've been going nuts over this guy since June... lost about 10 lbs without really doing anything different... and then in August that feeling really ramped up and I've lost another 10 lbs. I'm 5'5, weighed roughly 180 lbs back in June and now weigh 161.

Your thoughts?

Could just be that you're focused on something that isn't boredom or food. Also could be you're spending more time away from the fridge.

Obviously that was considered, but I'm curious if there's a chemical released in your brain that shuts off the need to chomp down. Also, it seemed like a hell of a lot of weight to lose in such a short amount of time.

I find that when I'm smitten my surface body temperature tends to rise a bit and I lose my appetite.

Clearly the solution is to be an ugly, hag (but losing weight!) with no self esteem that will never be in a relationship with your perfect guy.

That's more like 90...

That being said, 120 is a more reasonable goal.

What's really crazy is that if you manage to get there, this guy might appreciate it.

Perhaps. I'm more interested in my health for me, but caught on to what was happening. Would be an awesome perk.
