/fit/, I've got a question for you. I've been working out for the last few months, and it's gotten. . . different.

When I first started working out, I would feel sore everywhere afterwards--muscles literally would be sore to the touch. These days I'll feel some burn when I'm doing them, but afterwards I really don't feel anything like that. Maybe a dull soreness for about 5 minutes and then nothing, but a semi-tiredness.

I do entirely calisthenics (As i'm working out to join teh armies). My regime at the moment is

Upper body (Each is done until fatigue or ability to keep form is lost)

3xHindu Pushops
3xBicycle Crunches
3xSupermans
2xPullups until I can no longer lift myself at all

Lower body:
3xSquatz

Oh right. And one more questions. When I do things like squats, I get a very. . . unpleasant feeling in my legs. Which is a lot different from what I've got from running, it's almost like an overenergetic almost-painful sensation. Is this normal

This is complete normal, it just means your body got used to working out this way. It does not mean that you won't be seeing any more gains. DOMS is a poor intigator for anything.
