ok so i just got high, and started thinking about my recent dietary regimine. my first stop was fit, then browsing googleimage for a hi res pic for you guys....

I have kind of stopped working out in the past 2 weeks i think... and transitioned from eating more fatty foods to less fatty foods (started eating some tuna... but had a cookie binge too)... also get my metabolism going earlier in the morning eating like a pineapple juice or peanut butter crackers or something. i have maybe lost ~2lb or so... I look a little more toned I guess? Im not really sure. What's happening to my body?

also ive been alive for 21.5 years
my previous workouts were just with like 15 lb bumbells, bicycling, jumping.. whatever to mix it up a few min a day 3-4 times a week

Replace PB crackers with Graham Crackers and peanut butter. Eat more frequent meals a day, but eat clean. Keep on exercising.

It's a healthier snack than plain peanut butter crackers, like the Nutter Butter kind. I just eat them when I have graham crackers around.
