sup /fit/, k this might be a stupid question but anyway, I remember reading somewhere I need to be eating plenty of protein even if its a banana a protein shake or meat

but when it comes to cutting do I need to do this aswell?

pic related, as I just recently bought it and am drinking it before my cardio but I'm not totally sure i'm should be doing so, isnt this kind of stuff more for bulking?

I need to leave this fucking board because I hate everyone in it. Your muscles are made of protein, protein isn't fuel but it's what you need to repair what you fuck up. You always need protein. It would not hurt at all to keep a good surplus of protein flowing because, if anything, it will help maintain what you have better than not having it. Eat and drink yer fucking protein. Get a shake after your workout or before bed.
