hey /fit/ i have a very mild form of pigeon chest and am trying to hide it.

the only way that i can do this is by building up my sternum muscles...can anyone provide some advice for doing this?

i have the same problem

ironically, the more I work out the more noticable it seems to be. My chest looks like I have manboobs through my shirt now (when It it actually muscle), because there is a separation inbetween each pectoral because of the indentation in my chest

I am also mildly pigeon chested, I find that when I want to hide my chest just a little I can flex my abs and it will pull my chest in so that it looks normal, so I guess you can add crunches to whatever your doing to build up your pecs... just a thought
