/fit/so, my workout consist of squats, shoulder press, deadlift, shoulder shrugs, bent over row and french press (each 4 set of 8). the question is:should I start with deadlift, leave it for the end, do it somewhere in the middle or it doesn't make fucking diffrence?
do it after squats.you can usually deadlift no probelm after some heavy squats, but squatting heavy after some deadlifts is fucking near impossible.
I don't do deadlift and squat on the same day. I usually leave one day in between when Im doing upper body shit. leik curlz.
in that case do them first, when your grip is strongest.
also, don't deadlift for 4 sets of 8. do a bunch of warmup sets and then do 1 max triple.
if you are doing deads AFTER squats then you are not squating enough =/
i dont do SQUATZ
deadlift last.
