I just started working at a new workplace the other day, it involves hard labor and heavy lifting, and after 2 days of working there my back felt half fucked and I was sore all over.

Will this pass, or will I forever be getting sore after working? Apparently the first few days are hard on the body when you start working at a place like mine.

If youre lifting stuff the WRONG way then your back will be fucked in no time. Make sure to lift properly (straight back) and you will be fine.

Yes, Just eat 3 square meals a day with protein carbs and fat and stop crying.

Is your back sore or are the muscles in your back sore?

If it's the muscles, give or take 2-4 weeks and you'll be a lot better off OP.

Make sure you don't curve your back and yank stuff. Lift it properly.

This happened to me and my back was pretty sore. It just gradually went away.
