I start my day with a glass of OJ or a cup of tea. If I eat anything it's probably Honey Nut Cheerios. Once in a while oatmeal or pancakes.

Definitely. Deeefinitely. I wouldn't eat it otherwise.

If you're not a big eater of dairy products also, another good method for eating Weet Bix: two covered in hot water, let it absorb a bit and then tip out the remaining water. Sprinkle with a bit of sugar.

almond milk, 1 mango, 1 nectarine, bee pollen, raw cacoa nibs (can't taste them with all the othe r stuff but loaded w/ antioxidants), 12 oz blueberries, 12 oz raspberries, 12 oz strawberries, a little pomegranate juice, squirt of Stevia, 2 cups fresh pineapple, 2 kiwi

sounds like a lot but it is great and fills me up till lunch (i wake up at 8:00, have lunch at 1:00)
