I was skeptical of it at first, but I really like Arizona's green tea. You can get a huge jug of it for like 2 dollars, and it's good hot or cold. They also make a diet variety, which is not quite as good but still totally drinkable.

i guess i'll rephrase:

recommend some (hot) green tea that's healthier and more organic than lipton tea

inb4 grow your own tea

AZ Green Tea is my favorite, but it has a lot of sweetener in it which has a lot of calories.

OP go to the store and read the Nutrition labels on the boxes. I normally just grab what I can get.

If you're really interested in tea, the only way to go is long leaf. I usually buy my teas from http://www.adagio.com/, but you will need some sort of strainer, because the tea doesn't come in bags. In fact, teas that do come in bags are of lower quality than tea leaves. So, you will get not only better flavor, but better utilization of the antioxidants contained in tea.

However, if you must go with bags, I like http://www.republicoftea.com/ -- lots of variety, and better quality than Lipton.

Enjoy~

/ck/ here -- and we're disgusted at the idea that someone drinks tea for health. Drink it for pleasure, or not at all; otherwise you will certainly miss the health benefits (which are mostly related to relaxation and breaking of the daily grind).
