so /fit/, a question, for losing weight, walking > running ?iam at 120Kgs (dunno how much Lbs that is) and i'm 1.89cm (dunno how much feet also) what would you recommend for maximum weight loss in a month duration ?

Since you're out of shape, walk until you can jog: fuck running for now. Aim for about 45 minutes of cardio.Losing a significant amount of weight without fucking with your muscles/skin takes a while, be patient.
