i was being sarcastic about the mcdonalds but it appears as the only promising way to gain weight, even if it's incredibly unhealthy. nothing just seems to work. besides, while growing up ive done nothing but eat a ton of junk, full meals, and lay around about 97 percent of the time. the other 3 percent was playing soccer for6 years. I've got decent muscle but i still need some weight to fill in places like my hips, elbows, wrists, knees, ankles, and so on.blah, dont know what to do.
