ITT: Your diet and exercise Regimen and goal.

Me:

Goal: at least 60 Lbs. weight loss, starting gradually and increasing in intensity. I really want to build a lot of muscle mass to boost my metabolism, but, for now, this is what I'm doing.

1 hour cardio, 4 days a week, followed by situps, pushups, leg lifts, and meditation before breakfast.

Diet: I strive for 4 small, High protein meals per day low in fat, sugar, and simple carbs.

What else could I be doing? How do I raise my metabolism.

What's your regimen, /fit/?

i hope you are taking omega three supplements, you need healthy fats to lose weight and dieting without them is unsustainable. you should cut carbs before healthy fats. notice i said 'healthy fats' and not 'fucking takeaways'. not the same thing fatty.

real way to raise metabolism is to eat 6 meals a day.

and weight training comes before cardio.

as muscle burns faster than fat. you'd be wasting your time.
also to raise metabolism eat some fiber, i prefer dried apricots and buying fiber in powder form and putting it into my protein shakes, i shit 3-4 times a day and piss just about every hour or so. i eat like a fucking monster because of it.
