A few questions, /fit/.

I am nearing my goal weight, being about 15-20 lb away. I wish to eat healthier than I used to... More proteins and fiber and that junk. I won't be snacking of food and eating out all the time, and not exercising at all anymore. But I have no idea where I should be eating... I will start to have to raise my calorie intake from what it is now, but I'm not sure to what. I am underageb&, 5'4", and my goal weight will be 130-135 lb. What would be my BMR? Also, how much cardio would I need to do? I was thinking 30 minutes a day, 5 days a week, but I think that may just be too little.

Each individual is different, go try and figure it out for yourself. You should be eating at home or a fucking discount store. Cans of chunk light tuna in water (not oil), natural peanut butter and a protein shake. Any form of meat is usually good to go, you're young so honestly don't sweat it that much.
