hey /fit/

I'm 18, 5'7", 320 lbs, and haven't exercised a day in my life obviously. I need help losing weight because a few weeks ago I nearly died from a diabetic coma, my sugar was 974 when I got to the hospital. I need a good diet and routine to lose weight, but I don't know where to start and I don't have the time or money to cut through the bullshit right now due to my situation. I think I can squeeze in $30 at max for whatever, but that's it.

So, suggestions, advice? in b4 STOP EATING SUGAR COATED SUGAR AND WALK FAGGOT

Fat Loss Revealed
http://www.aboutsupplements.com/

Will Brink is pretty much the foremost expert on dieting supplements. His FLR program is $50 and worth it 100 times over. Besides the ebook being the best _single_ source of information I've found (Tom Venuto's Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle coming in a close second) you get access to their private members forums, where you can get help from trainers and nutrition experts, as well as Brink himself.

If you can't afford $50 when you nearly died ... you're either not loved or don't actually care about saving your fat ass!

If you really, really, REALLY can't afford it: Eat 5-6 meals a day, shoot for about 2300 calories. 4 of the meals should include vegetables of some type. I would also suggest going vegetarian (if not permanently, at least until you lose 40 pounds or so.) It'll be great for your diabetes. Make sure to get a lot of fiber.

This will jump start your metabolism and the fiber will help flush fat. Start weight training for even just 30 minutes a session, 3 times a week.

Hey i was 318lbs 2 year ago now iam 220lbs it can be done.

it's all about moderation man. also, you say you don't have any money, but if you don't eat fast food ever, you are saving assloads there. And join an excersize program, cause I know people just like you, you aren't going to work out on your own, you need help with motivation. no offense or anything, but seriously, just try to get help excercising.

I live at home with my parents, go to a shitty community college and I spend most of my time on /v/ and /co/. I eat whatever my parents bring home, they're in their 60s and they just buy tv dinners and such because they don't feel like cooking. I'd get a job to buy myself real food and a weights set, but I'm already enrolled full-time. No matter how you look at it, I'm fucked.

In during stop eating sugar coated sugar and walk. Whole grains (fiber bread), meat, dairy, vegetables, nuts, fruit--these are natural, and you can gorge yourself on them and expect to ~lose~ weight. You are fat because you intake white bread, sugar, and starch in everything you eat, and you do not exercise. Why do you have to eat shit all the time? It's not about moderation--your body knows what it needs, and guess what--if you eat healthy, you won't be able to eat a lot, because you are taking in complex carbs, proteins, and healthy fats, all of which require a lot of energy to digest. That's all their is to it.

your not screwed, just put down the controller during load times and do situps or jumping jacks or something. If your playing Lost Odyssey there's plenty of those. Tell your parents that fruit and veggies cost less than tv dinners. Make a smoothie for dinner instead of a tv dinner.

Okay you visit /co/ that is a good sign. Most colleges have gyms (i don't know about community college). Tell your parents to buy you real food like chicken breast and eggs and crap and learn to make food for yourself.

Look at your future, mang. If you stay on this path, you are going to die at a fairly young age after a short life filled with the chronic health problems that will come with the conditions you will have if your life doesn't change now.

You're young, the time to change is now. In another 5-10 years your personality is going to start to crystallize, and you'll have a hell of a time changing anything about your state of mind.

You are responsible for yourself. Nothing your parents or anyone else does or says frees you from your own obligation to act independently. If carrying on in the same way and just casually avoiding pain is good enough for you, then enjoy your short, painful life. If not, trade a little short term hunger, sweat, pain and effort for a longer, more comfortable life.

If you can hang on for three months or so, it will get easier when your sympathetic nervous system starts to forget that you used to be lazy and store lots of fat.

Get your parents to buy you fresh food and cook it yourself? It shouldn't be an issue, fresh food isn't going to cost more than packed shit. Depending on how much spare time you have, you can get in massive amounts of exercise with a very low budget.

Spend less time on 4chan, and more time getting exercise. Go for low impact cardio: cycling, walking and swimming. Do as much of it as you possibly can. If you don't have a bike, I'm sure you can do lots of swimming for $30/month.

Cut out all of your lazy routines and swap them for light exercise: I walk over an hour each way to school instead of busing/driving, and bike in summer.

You'll find that once you really get into exercising and make it a part of your life, you'll have a hard time stopping. When I was in highschool I did nothing, and I didn't want to do anything. I never had an urge to get up off my ass and do anything other than play computer games. Now that I get daily exercise, I actually feel restless if I DON'T get some exercise every day. Even if I'm on the computer all day now, I often stop to do a few reps of pushups/squats/crunches etc, because I just feel the need to burn off energy.
