probably by
1. doing a handstand up against a way 2. push up 3. go to 1
until you win. the only real way to get STRONGER at a movement is to a) repeat it ad nauseum b) compound movements with weights that increase the strength of your entire body
eg- someone who can strict press from their collar bone to lockout their bodyweight (no leg drive)- will probably only require 2-3 iterations of above to see the success of a handstand pushup- their failure will only be in finding balance, and not lack of strength.
someone who cannot press their bodyweight, might have to repeat the algorithm 100s of times until their body gets used to the movement and strong enough for it- and their newfound strength does not neccessarily carry over to the technique of pressing your bodyweight over your head-
ultimately this example illustrates why people advocate compound movements such as squat, deadlift, benchpress, OHP, BoR etc- because the strength gained from these exercises will carry over to various other exercises that require only your bodyweight. (In general).
