nice bench
how are your other lifts?
>> Anonymous
>>2030
I deadlift about 160kgs and squat 120kgs, I'm not really good with the squat, mostly because of a sore knee but I try to keep up.

You look very good mate, you gotta routine you could share?

>>2008
The one time I had to use a bench (without any training) was for an extensive physical exam for a military school. They asked 8 repetitions with a weight. Not knowing at all what to expect from my puny arms, I began at 50 kg (yeah, I was that much not confident), found it easy (lulz) end ended the test with a series at 87 kg. 180 cm, 72kg at the time. Never done a max perf attempt.

Me

26 yr old
Bench: 260 lbs. max(weak upper body)
Squat: 680 lbs. max
Clean: 320 lbs. max
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 360 lbs. :(

Yeah...I do little to no cardio.

Me:

Bench: 195 for 3 reps (as of yesterday)
Height: 5"8
Weight: 160lbs

I need to work on my arms. My triceps are the weak link in my bench press, they always give out way before my chest is even close.

>>2100
If you did some cardio you would probably be stronger all around.

18. 5'9 or 10, I haven't measured lately.

I weigh 140 lbs and bench 150 in three sets of eight. I've been a computer nerd all my life, so I have no friends who can spot me to know my actual max.

YO BRAH, I BENCH LIKE 320 LBS

WOULD YOU RUB SOME OIL ON MY DISPROPORTIONATE MAN-BREASTS?

The (military) press is a far better indicator of strength.

>>2008
you have the same body type as me, only shorter
>> Anonymous
Height: 5'7"
Weight: 144 lbs.
Bench: Max one rep: 190 lbs.

One of my favorite exercises is the standing military press. I grab one of the pre-set barbels in my gym, stand up, and press it over my head then bring it down below my chin.

Right now I can do 80lbs x 6 reps, and I've managed one clean rep with 100 lbs.

POST FACE, PLEASE.

>>2990

I have an honest questions, with such a perfect body, would you still be willing to fuck slightly chubby chicks? I'm sincerely curious, I need to know if hard bodies would hit this.
>> Anonymous
>>2998
The vast majority of fat admirer guys on BBW sites and whatnot are perfectly fit.
>> Anonymous
>>3004

I'm not a BBW, and I doubt their bodies are as deliciously perfect as OP's.

when it comes to minuscule measurements like being 1 cm from having the perfect abs, or being 3 pounds heavier than your ideal weight.... NO ONE CARES. JUST DONT BE A BITCH.

No, I'm not some insecure little high school slut that thinks not having defined abs makes me slightly chubby. I am sincerely slightly chubby. And I want more pics of delicious OP.

I have been benching 55kg for about 3 months now and get seem to get over that level. Any tips on getting that nudge to be able to push more weight?

nobody reads these things unless there are pics, because unless we see that you are fit, a 400lb bench could just mean you are some fatass power lifter with 20% bodyfat

height: 5'6 and 3/4

They're still more fit than 90% of the populace, so even those guys count.
>> Anonymous
>>3171
yea but they look like shit.

to each his own i guess. id rather look good and be strong, than be fat, still healthy but be REALLY fucking strong.

just my opinion
>> Anonymous
>>3122

mmm, mmm, good.
>> Anonymous
>>3176
That's usually the case when it comes to raw power. The only ones that are pushing the obscene weights and _aren't_ oversized dwarves, are those fakeass strongmen.
>> Anonymous
>>3167
adding the 3/4 makes you seem even more insecure about your height.
>> Lil Dreamer !3GqYIJ3Obs!!FIK
>>3194
i am though. being insecure about it isn't something i'm ashamed of.
>> Anonymous
Dunno what it is about bench, but its position as the "end-all measure of strength" kind turns me off from it.

Never really touch it, and I do much less than a guy my size "should" do.
>> Anonymous
>>3159
how are you training now?
>> Anonymous
>>3159
carb up, rest more, go in fresh.
>> Lil Dreamer !3GqYIJ3Obs!!FIK
>>3201
i agree. but that's the way powerlifting competitions measure full upper body strength so it's the norm. i'm honestly more astounded by how much amount people can deadlift and snatch.
>> Anonymous
>Dunno what it is about bench, but its position as the "end-all measure of strength" kind turns me off from it.

the people who do only bench and curls give it a bad name
there is nothing wrong with the bench
>> Anonymous
>>3244
There are other reasons for my "dislike" than that, and I feel that I get more out of the same affected muscle-groups by doing other things than bench.
>> Lil Dreamer !3GqYIJ3Obs!!FIK
>>3255
but it is the best way to gain strength and size from your chest though.
