Push ups, crunches, whenever? Anonymous
Hey /fit/ I worked out this morning, and then I went to sleep at like 12 pm woke up at like 7. My question is can I do push ups and crunches even after using my free weights and stuff? I want my body to get more use to carrying it's own weight. To summarize, can I work out between work outs or something?

Hate to rephrase things, but strength gains come during the rest, not the workout. Without rest, you're not gaining anything.
