This thread is decent, and extremely relevant to my interests, because I'm OP, but in Australia and half white/half asian. Right down to the desire to gain weight, height / weight stats (roughly) and meager workout schedule. Thank you, /fit/.
OP, I've taken to gorging myself on peanut butter whenever I can sub it into a meal. Another tip is go read the articles on stronglifts, even if you don't plan on following that workout routine. There's plenty on nutrition and the simple guidelines for the "HOW DO I BECAME BIGGER / HOW DO I FAT LESS" questions, regarding calorie intake, exercise and whatnot.
