ITT: my chest is scrawny so my hips look big.
You don't need to buy shit, or follow shit ot the letter. Start doing bench presses, flys, lateral raises, military presses, and rows and your chest will expand decently. Then your hips will fit right in. Losing weight never hurts either.
I went from big hips to decent hips that way and I didn't have to torture myself to do it. Only took about 2 months work, 1 1/2 hours every other day with 30 minutes of that being cardio.
And believe me, I'm a lazy ass SOB, and I still managed to stick with it, so you've got no excuses.
