How do you do sit-ups?When I do them the area below my ribs (feels like my diaphragm?) starts to give off a weird sensation and I gotta rest so I can breathe.I exhale all the way out as I come up and inhale all the way out as I fall back, and I end up doing this quickly.Am I doing this incorrectly? Help me out guys, thanks.

There's no right way of doing situps. You shouldn't do them.Do crunches instead.

Sit ups are bad in the long run.Do deadlifts squats and crunches for abs.
Well in the AirForce I gotta do sit-ups like in the picture posted.I guess I'll just figure it out.
