Daily Work Out Routine Anonymous
Hey /fit/ What do you do for a daily work out?
Personally 6 times a week
800 situps
165 pushups
550 leg raisers
10 minute static crunch
150 lunges
~500 jumping jacks

What are your results out of this work out routine? Looks like you're getting no variety, which may be causing you to have disproportioned muscles.


My older sister is some kind of physical therapist; she recently had a patient who did WAY too many sit-ups per day and ended up having a permanently disfigured back. No joke.

And lastly, you've got to give your body time to recover. I would do just push ups and sit ups on day....then everything else the other.
