Is Pepsi max ( or light in amerikka I don't know) Bad for you? If it is, what should i use to get koffein?

> what should i use to get koffein?

it's caffeine, and you shouldn't be taking in too much of it in any case.

That said, there's some in certain teas. More in coffee, obviously, but coffee's not that good for you, I hear. I myself don't really drink either. Well, tea very rarely. And I generally avoid caffeinated drinks.

I wouldn't say it's so bad for you, but it's not good either.

I fail to see the point in this statement. The advice was quite understandable. Hell, MY first language isn't English. It's not even my second one.

Caffeine interferes with your sleep somewhat, so you might be shooting yourself in the foot - sleep is essential if you want to actually remember anything from your study material.

I recommend taking a ten minute break every thirty minutes, or something similar. Do something completely different for ten minutes, then focus completely on your studying for thirty. Tweak the times according to your own preference.

And this may sound odd, but like half an hour of exercise can freshen your mind up surprisingly well.

Diet sodas contain almost no calories, so they're good for you an a losing weight sence.

They also contain a buncha chemicals, and NO vitamins or anything that is actually GOOD for you, so yeah.

The point of the statement is that maybe they spell caffeine as koffein in their own language.

Weird chemical drinks aren't the best things health wise. They give me migraines and stomach pain, took a while to figure out what was doing it.

If you're really looking for caffeine, just take caffeine pills. Same shit without all the sugar and additives, and you don't have to down a whole can.
