hey /fit/, ive recently been lifting a lot of weights. I'm 6'4" 170lbs. At the beginning of the year my max bench was 145 and now it's 195. I'm extremely happy with my health except for one thing; i have a bit of pudge fat at the bottom of my abs, and i was wondering what i could do exercise or diet-wise in order to get rid of it.

the reason the fat is stored there is genetic. just keep doing what you're doing and don't worry about it.

OP here, yeah im not really worried about it for health reasons, it's more for sex appeal. i felt like a douchebag typing that sentence.

the problem is, since that's in the typical male fat distribution pattern there's nothing you can do except try to change your body's entire composition even more before you lose it. just keep on with the lifting and try some cardio and eventually it will go away.

6"4 and 170 is emaciated.

put on some muscle and gain about 50lbs before you even consider getting lean

imo, exercise ball - arch ur back over the ball then like hook ur feet under ur couch or bed w/e, then do sit ups just high enough so u can feel ur lower abs working then like go back down but dont go back to rest position n just keep doing that till u feel the burn
