Do you need any recovery time for cardiovascular exercise?

By this I mean if you go running and you are not sore the next day can you go running again without harming yourself?

maybe it depends on the type of cardio, I know rowers row 2-3 times a day 6 days a week.

Do you run in the mornings? I just lift now and I recently started running. It makes more sense to me to lift in the mornings so you can keep loading up on protein throughout the day instead of only for a few hours before you have to go to sleep.

Yes, you need recovery time at least 2 days out of the week

They are probably working on their technique and teamwork. They may not be trying to get bigger, stronger, and faster week to week.

Cardio doesn't make you bigger stronger or faster either.

Maybe the entire body doesn't get bigger but the heart and lungs must get bigger and stronger. You should definitely get faster over time.
