need help asap Anonymous
hi fit

obon week in japan made me gain about 5kg in weight.
im thinking of going for a jog now because its cooler than in the day time.
however, i dont know what to wear.
should i wear shorts and a 'wife-beater' singlet or my sports long track pants and sports jacket?

what would be the advantage of wearing the track suit and jackets as i see alot of joggers wear them even in warm weather?

please help asap, i wanna get at least 3 km off the bat in tonight and i wanna leave before my motivation is gone.

come one anyone?

Does it mater what you wear? Run what you're comfortable in and fucking run faggot.

you sweat out the water and lose more weight, be careful not to dehydrate though

OP here, im back.
boy how disappointed and ashamed i am of myself.

anyways, new topic as per results.
my feet were cramping around the sides after about 5 minutes of jogging. i ignored the pain and carried on, but after a couple of pushups, pullups and 'dips' the pain disappeared maybe its just the shoes' size right?

the more important thing im worried about is:
everytime i go for a sprint/ jog/ run or anything of the like, my face turns red really fast, usually within 1o mins of continuous activity as well as, i get really dizzy too.
i always have water or a sports drink, but that doesnt do anything. after the jog, i feel light headed and a little dizzy.
its really pissing me off as i want to keep going and pushing myself, but i dont wanna pass out or get blurry vision and hit a car.

a while back a friend of mine said it might have something to do with my iron intake. maybe i need to boost it he said.

any suggestions fit?

I'd say just take it easy and do as much as you can without endangering yourself. try taking iron supplements, but if that doesn't work, maybe seek advice from a doctor just to make sure it's not either something obvious you've missed, or something serious you're not aware of. I'm presuming you flew to japan and back, and I know flying can be bad for your heart and circulatory system and that combined with weight gain might make exercise a little more difficult than usual for a while.

it was actually about 4, but slowly gaining a little bit ever since...
obon i spent the whole time with my girlfriend, so we went to tokyo and then swimming pool, then the amusement park. as much as it sounds like there was a lot of exercise involved, there wasnt.travelling by car mostly. also, her whole family was over and that meant big meals.
