OP here
Just came back from a weighted pack climb.
Here are the people in the picture, what they are known for, and what they do to achieve their body types:
1)Bruce Lee An extremely adept martial arts master, founder of Jeet Kune Do. Was known for incredible strength feats such as holding a 80kg dumbbell win front of him with both arms straight for 3 seconds (he weighed 55kg), or doing 2 finger, one armed push ups continuously with feet shoulder-width apart. He trained every moment of the day, doing a variety of isometrics and low-rep weights.
2)Tony Jaa A modern martial-arts movie star, specializing in Muay Thai. Known for incredible acrobatic feats. view: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=epJuNCOGjio As a teenager, he trained for about 8 hours a day. Lots of traditional Muay Thai training such as calisthenics, running with rocks, and lots of shadow boxing.
3)typical prettyboy model (pic saved as Ellis) Like most male models, this guy just works on what looks good: Shoulders, Arms, Abs. He refrains from working on Traps, Lats, or obliques; muscles that are really useful in real life, but aren't necessary in the modeling world for various reasons.
4)Sebastien Foucan Seb is one of the original founders of parkour. About as strong as you can get without losing agility and fluidity. Trains by Hardened Calisthenics and natural plyometrics (muscle ups, handstand puchups, dragon flags etc)
5)Brock Lesnar Roughly as big as a human can get just by weight training and taking basic supplements, but not using steroids and the like.
6)Ronnie Coleman Eh... Google him if you want. Lots of Weights, Lots of supplements, Lots of steroids.
