hi guys

i'm trying to get into shape, i'm 188 lbs and 5'8". Most of that is fat though and I'm severely lacking in upper body strength (can barely do 5 pushups) Also, my moobs are huge, they stick out further than my stomach does.

I don't have time to really hit a gym, but I started walking to and from work which is 5 miles a day. Also, what are some basic strength exercises I can do for my upper body? I'm also living on a very tight budget so what would be a good diet for me? I'm thinking of stockpiling cottage cheese (ick) and some sort of vegetables...maybe chicken or tuna as well.
