Sup fitIm pretty muscular but it is cover by a layer of fat. What cardio exercises can I do inside my house without any equipment that will be extremely efficient and will only take about 20 minutes? I can not run because I live in a shitty fucking neighborhood full of 5 year old kids and I dont feel like having them talk to me while im running.
