I want to start doing some kind of martial art that will help me keep in shape. Self-defense isn't exactly an issue, but it never helps to be unprepared for anything, I guess. Anyway, what's the best one to get started to building a lean, toned body? My options are: Capoeria, Southern Shaolin Kung-Fu, Tae-Kwon-Do, Varous Forms of Karate, Iaido, Aikido, MMA, and General Kickboxing. I'm thinking Capoeria would work well, but I'm not sure.
