Recently, I've been using a SR23 Exercise Bike and can burn 360-400 calories in an hour and my max has been 471 in one hour. I weigh about 190 pounds.

Is this a good amount of calories to burn in one hour or should I try pushing for more?

The calorie counters on exercise equipment are utterly worthless. Calculate your optimal cardio heart rate, and go from there.
