take the entire 500 g bottle, find an empty 2L bottle (from a soft drink). add the power via funnel (all of it) then add in water (or crystal light) till its full.

shake the shit out of it

then drink it over the course of the day to "LOAD" your mussels, the goal it to get hypersaturation. if its your 1st time, only put in 250grams. when finished, drink another 1L of just h20.

then get huge+lift, ull gain 5lbs by the end of the week

500g only if you've done it before. and you should be drinking it with about 5lbs of h20 throughout the day (as mentioned) to flush the body and hypersaturate the muscle tissue to ensure proper absorbtion. then you do a very minimal 'maintenance' cycle once you've loaded for about 1month. then off 3 months. then repeat. creatine is cheap, at most, you'll go through 2 bottles in 1 month (~20) 1 bottle 1st day (load) the 2nd bottle over the remaining 30 days (maintenance). especially if you are using creatine monohydrate, loading is must. its very easy and very effective for its price.

And what about the 3-4 liters of water that supposed to be drunk throughout the day after taking creatine?
>> Anonymous
>>329461
YES, otherwise creatine might be an issue for your kidneys. PLUS the whole idea is to swell muscle tissue with water (for a unit of creatine to be asbsorbed on the cellular level, it pulls 2-3 units of h20 with it into the muscle body) this enhance muscle size, increases muscle strength (immediately), and eventually leads to muscle growth (as its A. stronger B. moar nutrients)

when i did this protocol, i walked around carrying a gallon of h20

So if I drink a glass of water mixed with creatine should I drink additional water immediately?
>> Anonymous
>>329466
yah, like i said
2L of 250g creatine+h20 through out the day. ALSO drink about another 2 L or more of just H20 during the day. generally 1 for 1
1 drink creatine soln, 1 drink h20. you should be pissing clear all day, and you will be pleased with mussle appearence as well. LOAD NOW

What the hell? Not OP but also kind of interested. So which is it? Small doses or loading up? Am I going to fuck with my kidneys if I even try creatine? There's so much opinions about it that I'm not sure what to believe. Does it work? Why does it work? How much do I have to use it to make it work? If I stop using it will my results drop instantly? Experiences, good/bad?

I use and many researches(those not supported by any supplement company) suggest using smaller dosages like lets sai 3-5g after workout and only training days. Oh and drink water when ur thirsty, ppl forget that they get most water from food.
>> Moo !XBOXgikTFw
No need to load, or cycle. Just take 5g daily. Pre-workout (for the sake of taking advantage of it in the workout right after) is stupid, as it takes a while to settle in your muscles. Better take it post-workout after the reserves in your muscles were depleted (or in the morning).

The water retention is far smaller than people usually say, you definitely won't wake up with balloon mussles. The extra bit of water in the muscles allows you to lift a tad more than you usually can, which in return promotes more growth. For the idiots who whine about how it's just water: muscles are 75% fucking water.

If you quit taking it, the water retention will of course stop working as well.

it looks like proper creatine usage does not significantly influence renal function. although if youre ingesting half a kilo of it in day, well, who knows.
