noob lifter question

im currently training for mass and lifting free weights 3 times a week (including squats and deadlifts for free roids) bum im also doing a lot of cardio (running 4 times a week, circuit training 3 times a week) and im also watching what i eat. ive quit drinking during the week, cut out snacks and swapped bread for wholemeal.

i seem to be gaining a lot more weight than i expected though. sure, my muscles are looking bigger, but ive gained 2 pounds this week. is this normal?
i think my bodyfat is around 14%

If you feel like you're gaining too much weight, you can cut back on the food a tiny bit.
A gain of 2 lbs a weeks isn't out of control, but it's for sure not all muscle; putting on some fat is part of the game if you're trying to get bigger.
