lunch: whole grain pasta with tomato/olive sauce
dinner: Leberkäse and two slices of whole grain bread with cheese/peanut butter topping

i ate some oatmeal and crisp bread with cottage cheese and tomato for breakfast. didn't eat lunch (breakfast was late) but snacked on some plain crisp bread and drank water as a snack. now i'm eating my dinner: pasta, falafel, some cottage cheese and a salad made out of coined carrots and red peppers. fuck, i feel healthy

Lunch: Wheat Thins and hummus. Maybe baby carrots if I have some in the fridge.
Dinner: Not sure, it'll probably be a veggie burger.
