Go up to 10kg, you should be looking at 10-13 reps before exhaustion if you're looking to bulk up.

i need to buy more weights then, which makes me feel awesome, but puts a strain on my measly bank balance.
less expensive than buying a gym membership though.

also joining a krav maga class next month, along with the combat ready and tactical edge classes the same guys run. hurrah for fitness.
