Yeah I know, but I don't understand it, im on 1500 calories a day, I dont drink alcohol, I eat oatz every morning, I do weight 3 times a week, including plenty of squatz, I walk at a fast pace for an hour at least 4 days a week, what more am I supposed to do? when you wake up. drink a glass of water, and then go for a run. Do not eat anything yet. Run or walk at least one city block in the morning before you eat anything. Then eat a healthy breakfast. I wouldn't worry too much about the calories as I would about the quality of the food, but avoid fatty/greasy stuff. Eat things like toast w/jam or honey but no butter, oatmeal, some of those fiber cereals (generally anything marketed to children is bad)

eat 6 meals a day, but make them small meals. If you break up your meals to be smaller, more frequent, and evenly spaced apart, your body will process it better.

And don't drink pop, beer, or even juice. Drink water, or water with lemon in it if you are dying for some flavor. people don't realize how much their drinking habits affect their weight.

special k bars are good to grab as a quick meal. not a salad swimming in low cal ranch dressing. eat tuna when you want meat. stay away from beef and pork. chicken isnt horrible and neither is turkey but stick with the tuna. eat grapes when you need to munch on something. as long as you dont cheat and "well i was good yesterday so i can go to kfc and blow my whole caloric intake on fried shit."

Thanks, right now i'm on:
Breakfast:Oatz with water
Lunch:Soup with brown bread
Mid Lunch:Salmon with brown bread
Dinner: Grilled breast of chicken with pinto beans and lentils

Apart from replacing my lunch with maybe another smaller dinner, I think my food can't get any healthier, right?

And I only drink water.

How long should I aim to jog for? I currently walk for an hour as fast as I can, I couldnt jog for that long though, would 25 minutes be a good starting point?

and as for the distance, I'm going to go with min 1 block. Buf if your leg muscles are not sore at the end of the jog, you need to do more. do like 402628 says and stay out of your comfort zone. realistically, try to jog about 1 or 2 minutes past when your muscles start to ache, that ache is when the muscles actually get a slight amount of damage, which is what you want out of a workout. Your body will not only have to burn up the carbs for the run, but now it will repair the muscles AND make them bigger/tighter. Keep en eye on your muscle tone, if you do this right, you might not actually lose wight. do not panic, you may be getting more muscular faster than you can lose fat. Muscle is denser and weights more than fat.

You don't seem to have many fruits and vegetables. It's not just about counting calories, it's about eating healthily. You've got to keep in mind that even when you reach your goal weight, you're going to have to maintain it.

Try and up the amount of exercise you're doing. I'm not expert at this and I'd hate to give you wrong advice, but perhaps 45 minutes of proper cardio four times a week would be more beneficial than simply walking four times a week.

You have to feel the burn. Your body wont burn calories for no reason and if you want to burn enough to lose weight, you really have to push yourself.

Well, I put boxing, general for 120 minutes a day as my activity. Although, it's not everyday that I box but GOD DAYMN.
