How do i squat without lifting my heels or without bend out the "inward curve of the lower part of the back"
lift your toes off the ground and squeeze dems glutes brah
Curl your toes inwards when you squat. This should apply pressure on your heels. You might lose balance at first but you'll get the hang of it.
op here: "dems glutes brah" == "your gluteus a lot"?according to the other post. Yes, i fall backwards if i dont hold out weight (on straight arms) or lift my heels... im "back heavy" :)will try your advice nao
op here againi fell even MOAR backwards when i curled my toes :(
Hey mis/fit/s, is it normal that with just the bar I can't go below parallel and lose balance, but once I have a couple of plates on I can do it properly?

fuck this shit.Squat. if you front squat then just push your knees apart on the way down. if you power squat then bend the bar across your back and push your ass backwards and keep your knees over your heels.
