how long till this turns into a six pack /fit/?

ive been doing this thing where you lift your legs and cross em and put your hands behind your head and touch your knee with your opposite elbow...about 120 day and night

I'm pretty much in the same place, with the following workout routine:
day 1: HIIT
day 2: Hit the gym, full body workout with free weights, followed by 30 minutes of cardio
day 3: HIIT AGAIN
day 4: The gym thing again.

Every 7th day is a break. I only eat healthy shit and try to maintain a calory deficit that isn't too bad. been seeing a lot of progress ever since I began and now have this odd sort of fourpack when I clench my stomach (the two lower abs are missing). How long til I get sixpack plz?

ya...but my friend has just been doing sit ups/crunches and hes already got like a 6 pack just needs to form it...hes been doing it for about 3 months.

That's what I basically look like as well OP. From what I have studied we just don't have enough muscle for a full 6 pack and despite looking thin still have a bit too much fat.

Ok so all you kiddes out there who thing ur muscles are ganna get big from doing 100's of situps are fail.
Firstly get rid of that baby fat you got there. How do you do that. Get a camel pack fill it with water and run. Keep running untill u cant... then keep running. Then when your almost dying have a 5-10 min break and run home. Do this daily! 30 mins of running will do shit for burning off belly fat nor will any ammount of situps.
Situps are bad for you back DONT do them they dont even work anyway and ur 6 pack or 8 pack if your lucky will end up buldging towards the base since the intensity is higher at the bass of your abs for a situp.
Learn to do proper crutches with perfect form. A proper crunch you keep your shoulders and head in line and you lift your shoulders towards the sky. Do this slowly and at a constant speed. Controlled slow movement is how you build muscle mass and definition because your body has lower inertia thanks to gravity. Doing fast reps if easy.
A crutch is hard to do. If you think its easy YOUR DOING IT WRONG! Go look on youtube for proper crutch form.
Ok now do as many crunches as you can. If you can do lots meaning 100 your doing it wrong. Do as many as you can amount does not matter all that matters is form. Then go slightly on your left side and do side crunches as you can and repeat on the other side. Do not break untill you have done front and both sides. Then take a 1 or 2 minute break and repeat for half an hour. You dont need to do this daily since your muscles will take half a week or so to repair between each session.
Its not quantity its the quality. Always remember this!

you need to involve some weight so you can reach failure at a lower rep range, say 8-12. This will help improve the size of your abdominal muscles. Next, you need to lose body fat. Thats really all there is too it

I have the same problem as you currently. I was trying to gain muscle but didn't lift enough so instead I went down from 192 to 168. Eating more now and working out every day but I've been hit on by gay guys and as well people here on fit.

your cant spot train one area of the body to lose fat...work some CV into your routine, try and burn off 500 cal from your recommended daily allowance. This will reduce your total body fat% and reveal your six pack..if thats what your into...personally i dont like that look on a girl but its all down to personal opinion.

Cardio 5 times a week, weights 4 times a week. Never do both at the same time. When you have cardio and weights on the same day, do them a few hours apart.

Also, diet.
I've lost 9 kilos in a little over two months. Just waiting for that sixpack
