My 4-day split:

Day 1: Chest/tris (mostly compound...not too many tri isolation)
Day 2: Shoulders/bis (again, try for more compound and finish with a little bi's)

rest

Day 3: Legs (mostly squatz and deadlifts)

rest

Day 4: Back

rest

Full body. Every day that you work out. There is no substitute.

Interesting, but wouldn't I be pre-exhausting my bi's with back, since my back day incl. rows and pull/chinups?

Did that when I started out and plateaued after about a year. I find a split routine delivers more mass at this point.

I always have aching muscles after arm workouts. Tri or Bic. So I cant personally not doing workout with my arms including.

You should test it out.
Btw I had the same problem like you, I stagnated while doing Full Body. Splitting is way better!
