All-day every day ankle weights, and an hour of sprint-jog-sprint every other day.
What would be a good starting weight for the ankle weights?
2.5 lb each on the first week, 5lb each on the second, 7.5lb on the fourth. Be very careful how you jog in them, a misstep = broken ankle.
