Exercise will do wonders for your ass. My recommendations would be squats and lunges. But if you're going to do them, make sure you do them right. Otherwise you might screw up/injure yourself. Research it online. You can do them with just your bodyweight and you ought to see results in 3-4 weeks if you're consistent with exercising.
