Alright /fit/ I realize I'm underage b& etc., but 16 here, ~6' 0" and weigh 178 lbs., jogging 5 miles a day 5 days a week and eating fairly healthy.Forgive me for being a child with my inquiry, but please realize with high school and whatnot how nice it would be cut, ripped, or whatever you may like to call it.How long would you estimate, if within the next week or so I also added lifting to my routine, to get solid tone in my torso?
Picture somewhat related in the sense that until I do get a toned core, I will feel like tank cat.
