Hey /fit/, I have a problem.

I'm 5'8" and 149 lbs.

I'm not exactly fit, but I'm not exactly thin either. In fact, I'm sort of a mixture of both. My arms, especially my forearms are thin (my wrists are extremely thin, I can wrap my thumb and indes finger around them with room to spare), but on the other hand, my nexk and belly are a bit tubby, and I have the beginnings of man boobs.

I thought fat was pretty uniform, but on me it's not. What do I do? I want to lose wait on my torso and gain weight on my arms.

Pic related. I don't have my camera with me.

Eat a lot of high carb meals to lose stomach fat, as carbs only add fat to your legs.

For bigger arms, spray this on your arms 8-10 times a day:

what is your age? start doing bone building cardio like running, soccer. the fat will melt off and your bones will bulk up a bit, assuming you are still under age ~24 or so
