quick question /fit/, do you burn more calories bundling up while jogging in the cold, thus making you heat up and sweat alot?

or do you burn more wearing shrots and a t-shirt because your body is frantically burning anything it can to maintain your body temperature???

The answer to this question decides wether I wear pants and a hoodie, or just go out running in shorts and a tshirt

If your running, you wont need that shit since your already being creating heat from doing cardio. Sweat indicates how hot your body is and is doing that to cool it off, it doesn't indicate how much calories your burning off. So in the end go w/ the shorts and shirt.

When it's fucking cold, I wear sweatpants, t-shirt, and a sweatshirt.

When the temperatures are tolerable, I wear shorts and a t-shirt.

Although you do warm up as you run, be wary of your body temperature during long distance runs. If you stop sweating and your body starts to get cold.
