Hey /fit/.I got a mild concussion yesterday, but I'm still feeling a little foggy. I went to the ER this morning and they said I was okay, so I went home and just took it easy today.I just want some ways to make me feel better. I'm tired and woozy, but there doesn't seem to be anything horribly wrong. Is there anything I can do to make myself feel a little better while I'm recovering?
It'll pass, it just takes time.You'll feel woozy and nauseated for a while, but if you went to the doctor and nothing was super bad, then just chill out for a day or three.
