Hey /fit/

I'd really like to get into Tae Bo, but I can't seem to find a training facility near my house. What's a good way to learn on your own?

Also, is the exercise worthwhile? I've heard nothing but good things so far.

how about buying the tae bo instructional DVD??

like most things in life it depends on how hard you push yourself. I got a lot from cross training with taibo but i also saw a bunch of people come and go through the motions and not make any improvements

I prefer the human touch. I just can't get involved in a pre recorded training regimen.

Real kickboxing doesn't get me PUMPED the way Tae Bo will.

Cardio is cardio. It looks silly but if Billy Blanks gets you pumped the fuck up (I personally think he looks like a jack ass) then go for it.
