Hey /fit/

I'm turning 17 this summer, and in July I'm moving to USA for a year as an exchange student.

I'd really like to get in good shape until I get back, get a bit thinner and also more buff. How big do you think my chances are, regarding the unhealthy American school lunch and all? I climb a lot, and I'm planning to attend football and soccer also.

You look fine now. Just remember (if you are canadian, which I assume you are) that in America, portion sizes are FUCKING HUGE!

I'm serious, you will never believe that what they give you is just one meal.

Order the small everything. And lost of veggies.

WHY CAN'T I LIVE IN AMERICA
Fucking overpriced food for shit portions here in the UK.

Actually, the fact that the portions are big will help you if you want to gain mass. Which I'm sure you do because according to me, you should first focus on gaining some mass before getting any thinner.

Haha, why would I be Canadian? I'm Swedish actually.

I think my host family will affect my eating habits a lot. If they are fatties, I will most likely eat some fatty-food too. If they are healthy (which I hope), I will eat healthy too.
