Hay /fit/, Male 5"9, 180 lbs

I've dropped like 20 lbs over a course of time, and I'm at 180, for the past 6 months I've cut out all sodas, anything junk, and limit myself to a super low intake of calories a day. But now I need halp

I can't be fucked to motivate myself to exercise, I mean I've done cardio for 2 hours straight on 5 mph, but I can't fucking motivate myself, I hate everything about my current body, and I wouldn't care for becoming a superhuman with SQUATZ, I just need to know what to do so I could get to 155 lbs. Like cardio for 1 hour each day or something?

Speaking of that, my ass is immense, I'm not talking about like a massive lardass, but my ass is just immense. More pics incoming

You need better cardio, anything that can get your heartrate up to the point where you can feel the beat everywhere.

Motivating yourself is hard as fuck when it's just you, but I've been there. If you want something easy, use the elliptical for an hour and don't let your heart rate go low. Even though the heart rate monitor isn't that accurate, it's better than nothing, and trust me it helps.

Do it for about an hour every day. When you lose the fat and you have some flab here and there, start sprinting. HIIT is very good with this.

If you don't have a gym membership. GET ONE PLEASE.

Also, your ass is huge, but when you tone that shit up it'll be the best ass on this fucking board and you will post pics of it for me to fap to.

consider masturbation for cardio.. step it up 3 times a day with just a jog outside for ten minutes. No im not joking a bout the wankage. Don't eat before you run, make sure your only intake has been water before you run. If you run with food in your stomach the foods energy is used. Try cooking and a low carb diet.. ( DO NOT EAT CARBS BEFORE SLEEP ) high protein diets with low carb intake took my brother down 20 pounds in just 2 months. If you dont feel like running just sprint as fast as you can in a straight line untill you can't anymore. good luck

Ok, I'll give some good advice, especially since I know this helped me tremendously while I was in physio... (Got injured on the job unloading UPS parcels from an Airbus A-300.)

In order to get your body ready to exercise, yes, you would walk for 20-30 minutes. If you're using a treadmill, set a moderate incline. Then afterwards, get on an exercise bike for about the same amount of time. Follow that up with some jump rope, and if you can, swimming is also good. If you've decided to add some weight training to your exercises, don't forget to do your stretches afterwards (I usually did 15-20 min. of stretching before tackling the weights). Also, I don't think its necessary, but I almost always ended my physio with another cardio workout.

You probably won't need to do most of this for as long as I did... I was doing 4-5 hours a day of physio... you probably can get away with doing 1¼ - 2½ hours.

You need to exercise. If you get into shape you will feel much better about yourself, your confidence will rise and you will get the girls - that is your motivation.

You need a training program and you need to use progressive overload. Make your training program more intense and for a longer period of time.

Cardio work is what you need. This includes running, cycling and swimming. I'd suggest you do all three activities. Create a program for yourself. Start small, training three days a week at a low intensity. Your body will adapt over time and you will be able to cope with training for more days and at a higher intensity.
