Squats won't necessarily make you have disgusting monster legs, but if you completely ignore leg workouts you'll have disproportionately small legs compared to the rest of you and look like a fucking idiot.

That's all I was saying.

I'm just 5'9" doing my stronglifts squats 3 times a week which is a great full body workout, but I all I'm doing is making my legs beastly strong, not beastly big.

I don't want to shop in some speciality store, or constantly squish my nuts as I walk.

I just can't stand associating squats with hypertrophy, thats just some pussy excuse not to do one of the hardest exercises known to man.

I know how you feel. I haven't really exercised since last Wednesday because I came down with a sinus infection Thursday. I think I'm finally starting to get better. Just started a course of antibiotics this morning.

Sadly, Judo practice is tonight. I don't want to go sick. If I seem sick, they might tell me I should leave and rest anyway. If I show up well enough and do work out, it might hinder my efforts to get better.

Breaks suck.
