Alright fit, has anyone actually tried losing weight with Acai Berry?

I gained lots of weight when my parents split up, and after a year of depression and anxiety I've realized it's time to focus on my health before it gets any worse. I've recently started a diet and exercise plan and have lost 10 pounds this month. I was just wondering if there were any food tips I could use to help with the process.

I've started doing 300 cal runs in the morning and then again before I go to bed. I'm doing stretches and weight work too. I've also cut my diet to about a little less than 1300 calories a day.

eat around 1500-2000, but burn more (more exercising don't be so lazy)
otherwise your metabolism will slow down, which is not good for losing weight.

Stop worrying about some special "diet" that'll make you lose 10 lbs in water weight and lean muscle mass.

Acai berries aren't some magical berry that cures your cancer or melts fat off your body. That's cocaine.

Anyway, instead of worrying about some trendy diet, you should really start going back to what works.

Eating nutritionally, eating smart, eating ENOUGH.

Once you are eating great, you'll notice a HEALTHY drop in weight.

Then you can compound those losses with copious amounts of weightlifting and cardio.
Or, you can take this shitty diet, balloon back and forth between weight and remain a fat cunt forever.

I've cut it to 1300 cals, because I'm a vegetarian. This means that what I am eating for protein has high amounts of cholesterol and poly + mono unsaturated fats (beans, soy, nuts). While these fats are good fats, they wont be so easily burned off. Not too mention the fact that I'm 5'2, and I do my schooling at home. I checked this "plan" with my doctor, and she says it's fine.

Exercise is not measured in calories. Don't get into this mindset where if you eat 300 calories then you need to find some exercise that's estimated to burn around that many calories. Just estimate your calorie needs based on your level of activity and stop there. You burn most of your calories while not exercising.

I've started a new brith control that yasmin one, it doesn't have a high increase in weight gain, but apparently my tits are going to get fucking huge. So paired with my guava, and soy intake, and the ab work I've been doing, it shouldn't destroy them too badly. Plus, I'm a dd right now, something smaller might not be so bad.

eat a high fiber, high protein, low fat diet. Read the labels. DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF. You're just losing muscle that way. You're better off eating 5 times a day rather than big meals.

Build up your muscle. If you're focusing on lower body cardio, do upperbody weight lifting. Check starting strength or strong lifts for ideas.

Do HIIT if you're not doing squats.

Forget about cardio if you're not breaking a sweat. You're just wasting your time. Effort+Time=results. There's no way to physically lose weight like on The Biggest Loser unless you're ridiculously overweight in the first place.

Finally, track it all. You'll feel stupid at first, but it works when you can see your progress over time. See your appetite go up while your body weight continues to fall. Try to bring snacks in order to break starvation spells.

Listen, there's nothing wrong with being a vegetarian, but it's EXTREMELY hard to have a decent figure on it because of the difficulty of the lifestyle.

Have you considered being a Pescetarian? You'll still look cool in front of your other fat friends and you'll get to have a title that you can talk about on your myspace.

Fish is extremely healthy for you, and you don't see any PETA videos of fish being ran over with fork lifts. Also, make sure it's wild-caught not farmed.

The usually stuff: switch from candies or sweets to fruits and veggies. Cut out fast foods. Switch to skim milk, tea, and water.

My mother had me try that Acai berry shit. It tastes horrible. Burnt coffee horrible.

Also if you're looking to lose belly fat go for crunches. They work well enough for me. Oprah endorsed it therefore it is shit and I already know stated how I feel about the taste and texture of it.
