Hello again /fit/I work 8-6 on a computer for work. And then I come home and surf the net for a couple hours or play computer games.About a year ago my right wrist (my mousing hand) was really sore. I went to a few doctors and they told me it's probably repetitive stress. Ever since I wear a padded wrist brace and it helps a lot.Lately I've been thinking maybe I should do some exercise to strengthen my wrist. What do you suggest? do those hand gripper things do anything for your wrist/forearm? any other suggestions?pic related.
