I have a rowing machine and a heavy bag so I guess I'll go 30 minutes of each and then do some shadow boxing to finish it off
not quite trying to lose tremendous weight, i just need to lose a little body fat and drop my bf%
right now I'm 5'8 and 144 with a good bit of upper body muscle.... I'm just starting to get a gut and I don't like being able to actually grab my love handle flab -_-
