Well, i'm rather upset. I've put on 23 pounds and i'm not feeling too great about it. I rolled across my bed to get off of it and found my heart thumping like hell. I hate myself for it. D: I'm looking for some tips, I guess. I'm 6'4", weight about 263 so it's kinda spaced out. I'm not ridiculously massive but it needs work. I have a gym membership but to be perfectly honest, I never go. Mainly because I live so far away from it that it's just a hassle. It's maybe.. a 30 minute drive to get there and I'm far too poor to afford gas to trek that far back and forth 5 times a week. Besides that, i've killed all soda in a 5 mile radius and i'm on water. Any other tips? My goal is to drop about 63 pounds in 4 months. Is it possible or unrealistic?
give sparknotes. it's too long.
Your goal is commendable but unrealistic.Don't beat yourself up, but don't feel sorry for yourself either.Find a closer gym. Stop drinking soda. Start watching what you eat. You could have a completely new body in six months if you work at it.
2 pounds per week is hard but realistic.16 weeks * 2 = 32 pounds. So, there you go, 63 pounds is twice that, unrealistic.
