Fine, but if I were to nitpick, I'd recommend some compound full body exercises. I don't see enough symmetry, not enough trap/lat work, and your pecs tend to pull to the outside. I recommend heavy incline bench, and 4 boarded presses.

I don't really have a routine but I do a lot of pushups/situps and I've spent a fair amount of time using a slew of weight sets and playing sports, so this is basically the product of keeping active and good genetics I guess. I still do spend quite a bit of time working out though, I'm guessing if I stuck to a routine I could produce better results but I've been kinda lazy lately

So uhh, what would be the fastest way to bulk up my core/pecs/traps? I have a bench press and curl bar and >150lbs in plates which is more than enough for me right now. I also have dumbbells... and the only thing I really do for my diet is eat whey protein, other than that I usually just eat whatever I feel like, which has always worked for me... but still it seems like I need a bigger core, so whats the best exercises for that?
