what is a good six day a week workout plan?
depends on goalslift every 3rd day, do cardio the other 4 days
Crossfit
run every day
Cardio - Sun, Tues, Thurs, SatLift - Mon, Fri
op here goal is to be very good endurance but very strong.
seems good. i lift only now, i think i'll try throwing in some cardio... what's a simple goal every cardiovascular workout should have.p.s. not OP
