ok, well i like to think im very fit (age 16) do tons of sports..soccer..bike riding...squash etc, plus i have a good diet except for occasional days when i get fast foods.
what would i have 2 go to be able to get a good looking body?

Abs show up by being fit. Your abs are there, but they have a layer of fat on them. Doing 49843984 crunches a day will just make the muscle under it stronger. You have to become more healthy in general, as you can't spot reduce.
