Try grapes. The likelihood is that you'll eat too many raisins, which are essentially sugar. Grapes have some water in them, and will fill you up quicker than raisins, meaning you'll overeat them less.

Buy some nuts, such as Cashews, and mix them in with some raisins. Fuckwin snack, has protein, and mono/poly-unsaturated fats, and is filling.

High in calories though...

I love raisins too, but i fart like there's no tomorrow when i eat them.
So i refrain from eating them, save for a handful on my oatmeal each morning.

Also you shouldnt snack, keep to your planned meals, ONLY.
If you're hungry inbetween you should change your dietplan.

Also, calories aint necessarily bad
