Rate my specs, give me advice, etc, please.

What I eat:
2 Scoops Whey Protein Daily
2 Veggie Burgers Daily (100 cal ea, 23g protein ea)
Literally 8 servings of fruit
Salads

My Workouts (same thing every day):
200 Pushups
1 hour of cardio (bike)
Ab Ripper X
Basic dumbbell lifts

To get a visible six pack without flexing, you have to be bodybuilder thin.... which is healthy to maintain. So give up that idea right now.

And start working out legs (SQUATZ, etc.) because a big upper body and little legs looks hilarious.

Well consider you are basically doing the highschool full body work out, that needs to go. Depending on what your goal is you need to break down your work out into different areas on different days. I will find one of my older lax work outs that was given to us by our trainer and post it in a little. Like I said it really depends on your goal. Are you trying to gain? Stay lean? etc.
