genetics. I kickbox 5 times a week, bike wherever I'm going on a daily basis, and eat A LOT of food. I'm not very strong though (70 kg, 183 cm), but I'm fast as hell, very limber, etc. Other people living pretty much my lifestyle get huge muscles, or no muscles and no fat. I get small muscles, a little fat, and a pretty good all-around "fitness".
