This board is getting to be a clusterfuck of redundant topics, so here's to hoping that this will get a sticky.

Physical activity is one crucial (and obvious) component of weight loss/gain, whatever your goal may be, but so is a proper diet. Post your easy/quick/cheap/delicious health-conscious recipes here.

Grilled chicken/turkey breast.

Get chicken/turkey breast, cut in thin slices. Marinade in a few spoons of olive oil and whichever spices you enjoy. Grill.

Pure protein and a tiny bit of fat, you don't even have to calculate calorie intake, you can eat your weight in this and still lose.
