i get fucking sick of talking to morons like you. vegetables are a source of fucking carbohydrates you gimboidp; they're full of them, mainly fructose, glucose and sucrose. carbohydrates are an organic molecule not a fucking food crop.
and what is more, you will not die from lack of carbohydrates. your body can make all the energy it needs from fat and protein. however, you cannot synthesis essential fatty and amino acids from carbohydrates. this means you will die if you do not eat your fats and proteins.
