Seriously, what the fuck do you want, the only thing left dairy is cheese. If you want to try getting some non-dairy protein, i suggest you look at: a) Meat b) Soy products c) Spirulina
Also there is something that comes from dairy that is apparently pretty good for you, I just wish I could remember the name. It starts with a C, not curds or maybe it is idk, and I remember the guy got it from a sheep.
