So /fit/ I'm trying to lose weight/lower my body fat %. How bad would having two eggs per day be? I hear mixed messages all the time. Pic incredibly related.

Eggs are good for you. Nice protein:fat ratio, and only a trace amount of carbs. Eat them.

Ever consider egg whites as opposed to the whole thing? All that cholesterol and fat and stuff you don't want is in the yolk. I can still make a tasty omelet with just egg whites.

the whole egg is good for you, you dont get a higher cholestrol from them
its dietry cholestrol and isnt bad for you
look it up if you dont believe me
also, eggs are amazing for protein which is one of the fundamental parts for your diet
if you want to avoid gaining weight try an cut down on the amount of simple carbs you eat these are just as bad as eating to much fat
