Well, you are probably not eating a lot.
A lot is eating 10% of your bodyweight in food.
are you eating 14lbs of food a day? yeah, thought not.
eat some more then. Obviously not that much, i just used a wild example. Eat 5-7 times, just shovel food down, shovel it down. dont think about meals, carbs, fats, any of that gay shit- just eat food, stop, take your shit (from now on you're shitting twice a day cowboy)- eat some more. drink 2L of water a day. milk makes you big, drink milk, 1L of milk minimum a day. Lift some weights every second day (heavier weights the quicker you will gain weight, the more planes of motion to the exercise the more your body works out- eg a squat involves bending at your knees, and your hip joint- effectively working your entire body from the neck down)
