Hey /fit/fags,

I started doing cardio yet again, 2 days ago, trained for one hour on the elliptical, today i ran for an hour on the treadmill.
I keep my hr at around 160, but after a while i feel a slight ache over my heart. Am i killing my heart? Should i stop and rest?

Other than that, i read that you should eat/drink stuff with a high glycemic index, drink some during the workout (though a small amount) and eat after the workout during the "metabolic window". What do you suggest i ingest? Inb4 dicks
