Okay /fit/, here is the situation.I have gone from 227.5 to 188. Mostly fat loss. From there I have changed my workout from cardio to muscle building, and in doing so have gone back up to 105 with mainly muscle gain. I have started taking protein shakes and NO2 products. Right now, the NO2 I am on is N.O. Explode by BSN. I am almost through the tub, and was wondering what are the best NO2 products.pic sorta related
