I call bullshit on brown rice being healthier and having more shit.
I looked on the nutrients, side-by-side of both and brown rice had 1% of daily fat and protein, where as white had 1% of carbohydrates. (I didn't look at grams, too lazy). Calories in white rice were only 10 more per serving than brown rice.
Seriously, the MINUSCULE differences between the two mean shit. If your so worried about protein in your rice, you should be taking a protein supplement, not trying to get it from your RICE.
You guys need to be less anal about fucking rice.
