Eat five or six small but frequent meals throughout the day. Eating around every two and a half hours rather than every five or six hours enables your body to take in nutrition more efficiently. Rather than overloading every few hours, you're giving it the amount it can handle.
Other than that, eat healthy, lift weights, do cardio and always get enough sleep. If you're feeling lazy, tell your body to shut the fuck up and train.
