So, /fit/, I'm 18, 5'11", and weigh 130 pounds.

I've got an athletic body, but relatively low muscle mass.

So...I need a fitness plan. Friends and I plan to start different martial arts, so I need to bulk up a bit and start getting fit.

Help me?
