So, /fit/ what is the fastest way to lose 10 lbs?

I plan too go down to about 10% body fat in the next 4 days. Any tricks?

Work ethic is not a problem, and in b4 squatz/duct tape diet.

Super dehyrdate yourself, it's going to be the only way. You have to lose every ounce of water weight you have and then more. Drink plenty of water for the next two days and don't eat too much. Then on the third and fourth day, cut back on the water (none on the 4th day). You'll probably need to go on runs that go a great distance but also are high intensity. This is the only way I can think of. Other than that, it seems impossible.

you didnt specify that. if you want to crash diet all your lean tissue away too just do that instead.

ok then. its a good old-fasioned homemade liposuction then.
you will need:
1.a small knife or nail to make an incision in your lower abdomen
2. a drinking straw to insert into the hole
3. some jaunty music to bounce around to as you massage the fat out of the straw
4. a little gauze to patch up the wound
5. a couple of aspirin to deal with the mild soreness an inflammation for the next few years

or, screw all that and:
