Hey /fit/, I have a quick question.

I'm trying to get in better shape, and I'm specifically trying to build strength in my chest and biceps. I'm not big on weight lifting, so I kind of want to stick to body props and planks, with stuff like that. What can you recommend?

you seen beastskills.com? do a google for ross enamit , crossfit, warrior training etc. look for unconventional training methods that stick to calisthenics and you'll be fine...

weight lifting doesnt have to be ponsy bicep curls, it can be really fun if you find the right stuff...
