What is the best way to fill a 2350 calorie diet? What foods, what ratio, etc? I need to lose some fat in 3 months and I'm intensely active as often as humanly possible, HIIT and weight training included, so according to BurntheFatFeedtheMuscle and in correlation with my estimated BMR, eating 2350 gives me around a 750 daily deficit.

Specific food recommendations too?
