hey /fit/I weight 95-98 kg with 1.82cm in hight.since last year i have dropped from 107 kg to 95, but in the last few months i've been having going from 95 to 99 an sometimes 100.I work as a graphic designer so i don't have a regular sport treatment, sometimes i go biking or basketball. My diet consists out of few buns, few Tea L and some meat.Since i have no time to do sports i was thinking of changing the diet to something more vegatable.can you guys recomend anything?
