hey all,
new to /fit/ and I could do with some advice.
Ive got a figure like the pic, maybe even a touch heavier and Ive just got my gym membership. The instructors at the gym are cool and offer advice but I feel it may be a bit watered down to avoid any injuries/lawsuits or prolong people spending in there. maybe Im wrong. I wanna hit it hard, but not annihilate myself as I still have to go to work everyday.
I want to just improve cardio and fat loss, muscle building can come later if at all.
What excercises / machines do you reccomend?
Im feeling to hit the cross trainer, cycle and rowing machine. cycle mainly cos treadmill really bores me.
please excuse my ignorance and newfagness, any advice would be a right touch, Cheers
