i tried the ghr for the first time today
since my gym doesn't have the proper equipment, i did it on the lat pulldown machine
of course i couldn't do even 1 full rep (pathetic i know), but using my hands to help myself, i did 3 sets of 5 reps
now my calfs are sore
i know that the gastrocnemius muscle attaches above the knee and can assist in knee flexion, but isn't the ghr supposed to target mostly the hamstrings?
i don't feel anything the hamstrings
