Hey /fit/ i need some advice eon how to get fitter and lose some weight at home with minimal cost, i ma going to get weights at the weekend and going to start eating better any other advice?

Key is to find quality protein sources for cheap. Good examples of this are eggs. 6 grams protein each and they usually cost less than a dollar per dozen.

Run every day from Monday to Saturday, take a morning hike before breakfast and do push-ups and sit-ups every second day. Don't drink sodas / eat candies and avoid too much fat. Do this for 3 months and I guarantee that you will get sexy muscles and lose weight.

Read the FAQ over at /fit/ on 7chan. Basically, do body weight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, lunges, etc. Buy double-bagged sandbags of different weights or dumbbells and lift with those.

As far as cardio, run. It's free. It's natural.
