/fit/ I need a sandbag exercise that works biceps, as mine are pathetic. Also, has anyone here used sandbags, and do they really work

do chinups/pullups instead. if you don't have access to a pullup bar, then yeah, tie the bag somehow and curl it.

heh I'm too weak for pullups, can only do 1-2. Happens with press ups too, its like my arms just buckle when trying to lift my own body.

Practice them alongside weightlifting. When i started i couldnt do 1 single proper form push up, now a few weeks later i can do 7. Still pathetic as hell, but its a vast improvement.

i'm probably going to get called a troll for this, but if you can't do any properly it's okay to jump a bit while you do them. just keep in mind that they still have to be fucking hard. eventually you'll be able to do regular pullups with ease.
