How can i get my biceps and triceps rounder and more pronounced with only a barbell and weights and a pullup bar, this is all i have at my house and i have no money for the gym,at the moment my biceps and tri's are more long than round, shit looks ridiculous, also how can i get my deltoids bigger and rounder with said equipment?

Yes i do a chest and back day with it (bench and bent over rows) and on tuesday i do military presses and wide grip pulls for shoulders/upperback, but when im doing military presses it seems its working my biceps mmoar than my shoulders/delts, in turn making my biceps look shit.

The biceps brachii attach to both the humerus as well as the scapula. By contracting during the overhead press it will aid the humerus in closing it's angle with the shoulder. you fucking idiot.

biceps CANNOT activate when triceps is activated, as the triceps is during LOCKING OUT of an OH press

so recommending to FLEX your biceps during an overhead press is arguably (notice, lots of competition for this one)
