This, in my opinion, is the perfect body. I am not trolling, I have no intention of trying to turn myself into some hulking great, roid ripped, pindicked meathead.

How can I achieve a build like this guy? I am skinny at present (no visible muscle anywhere on my body) How long will it take me to get like this and what kind of weights should I be doing?

I do tons of bodyweight exercises, real heavy lifting (5x5), and never miss a day.

Honestly though, I couldnt be bothered to get those abs. That requires basically NO fat. So hard to maintain and i'm happy with the way i'm starting to look anyways.

you can ge this body through good diet, active life style and calithenics. it's not that he has amazing muscle mass or is so jacked. he's just really skinny and has some muscle on him. it'll take hard work but you won't have to train like a body builder to get this body.

Chest/triceps
Back/biceps
Legs/shoulders.

I've started doing bodyweight stuff at March, but have only been seriously lifting since around september. My gains have SHOT up since then. I've never done stronglifts or starting strength, although I imagine it's a great program for when you're starting out.

I bench around 65kg, deadlift over 100kg (I dont have any more weight in mah house), but don't have access to any squat rack. I also take a Maximuscle Cyclone shake twice a day.

My favourite excercises are barbell rows, deadlifts and the bench press.

Imo back and legs should be farthest apart in a split schedule.

I also do a 3 day split (mon wed and fri):
Legs/Biceps
Chest/Shoulders
Back/Triceps

This way you also train biceps and triceps twice a week, a little with the back and chest compound- and hard with isolation exercises.

who cares how big you want to get, there are certain levels of strength that are baseline and hsould be mandatory as a goal for any male.

bench bodyweight x 8-10
deadlift 315lbs
deep squat 250lbs

these numbers aren't high at all but they represent the numbers that somebody with a good base of fitness has. they can be acheived with a moderate effort in about 1 year of training. Who cares how much you weigh, but if you want to be small and slim at least don't be a weak faggot.

using the way you look in the mirror as your primary goal and motivator is a great way to fail. focus on performance and the physique will follow

Now of course this depends... I weight 83kg and I'm 193cm so strong for me is diffirent from strong to someone else. I will probably bulk up to 90kg and for those ratios I'd need to bench 135kg, squat 180kg and deadlift 225kg

that's actually 300/400/500lbs, "strong as fuck"

Given my height i would probably need to bulk up to like 100kg to not be "skinny" (in powerlifting standards) and even reach those numbers but that wouldn't be 1,5/2/2,5 anymore.

If I ever reach 1,5/2/2,5 times bodyweight I will call myself a beast. I'm at 1/1,7/2 now

i have a body very similar to that of the one posted, and i started very skinny, my routine is:
gym 3 times a week, with 12 sets of varying excercises on each muscle group, trying to keep a rep range of 8-10.

day 1: chest and biceps
day 2: shoulders and triceps
day 3: back and legs

at the end of each day i do 3 sets of 15 captains chair crunches for the abs. dont do any cardio

try to keep my diet reasonably healthy, i supplement 60g of whey protein a day
