Alright /fit/So I am 6' 2", 215lbs, and UNDERAGE (in b4 b&)I have a little extra flab here and there (thighs/stomach area) but am overall in good health. I play soccer and tennis for teams and am just looking for general tips on how to tone my legs. I have pretty strong leg/calf muscles, but am basically looking to tone up/lose flab in the leg area. Any tips/pointers/exercises besides SQUATZ?tl;dr - Looking to lose flab on thighs/legs, HALP!
