Hey fit I got my two impacted molars yesterday removed and was wondering: right now I'm using painkillers and there is basically no bleeding (but if I put bandage in my mouth there is blood). Would it be safe to work out?

I would advise against it. I bit my tongue when I was 10, and there was a lot of blood. It slowed when I laid down, but when I went to play with my lego, it started up again.

That or have a blood spitoon. That'd be rad.

Ah thanks. I'm kinda annoyed because I've missed all of last weeks workout because 2 weeks ago my right side of molars came out and this week my left so I haven't lifted in 3 weeks now.

i'd say hold off. once you start working out, blood flow is going to increase, and so you'll notice a lot more bleeding. plus it'll be likely that you'll get some sort of discomfort headache

Guess I'll wait till the stitches are around. Thanks again
