So /fit/: do you think that going swimming three times a week (Breaststroke, 660 mts.) and doing 150 abs (also three times a week, but on different days) is a good workout?

Will I get some decent abs?

I think I keep a pretty healthy lifestyle and I don't eat fast food shit and such.

Well doing alot of swimming and eatting healthly (tons and tons of fruits), cutting a bit on what i eat (eat mostly good shit, take away once ever 2 weeks) made me lose 30lb in 2months. Never felt hungry once! so yeah you can lose weight with diet and swimming (although its pretty well known....)

And what exacty is 150 abs?
