/fit/ I have a question for you. I go to the gym about 4-5 days a week, and my routine is that I do chest and fore arms one day, back shoulders and biceps the next, and then legs. I Repeat this so that on by day four I start over with chest. I do 30 minutes of cardio everyday, too usually just eliptical.I've been doing it this way for as long as I can remember. How is this compared to a Monday, Wednesday, Friday lifting routine and doing only cardio inbetween?
