1. I do work in bed sometimes, but I try to avoid it. 2. No caffiene, besides whatever's in an occasional chocolate. 3. Don't currently work out, but I'm hoping to start soon. 4. I'm not eating regular meals, if by that you mean consistent amounts at consistent times. 5. Mental health issues- you bet. I'm on medication for schizopreniform disorder, and while I don't have direct symptoms thanks to meds, the meds can cause side effects like dystonia and who know what else related directly to energy level. I also get depressed more easily than some, although I don't think it's "depression" per se.
I also have a medical condition that can cause muscle pain, for which treatment includes bedrest, or general fatigue.
On the plus side, I have more doctors etc. than I know what to do with, so I can get pretty much any question answered by an expert in due time. Are there specific questions I should be asking?
