Hey /fit/, turns out I have anemia and must gain around 15 kg since appearently I'm also underweight for my height (6'2).Also, I go to Ninjutsu, Kenjutsu and Tahitian dance. Though I can't do anything related to contact.But the thing is I don't want to be bulging over the place.TL;DR: How to gain weight without loosing fitness.Picture unrelated
exercise the same amount, just eat more calories.. you'll gain weightif you are anaemic try things like water cress in your diet, good & tasty natural source.
Lift weights and get big.
as long as you lift weights/do cardio when you up your cals you should put it on as muscle, provided that you are eating clean/healthy
