Looking for a workout. Anonymous
I'm currently doing a three day a week work out that looks like this:
10-12 reps, 3 sets each 1st & 2nd weeks
8-10 reps, 4 sets each 3rd & 4th weeks
6-8 reps, 4 sets each 5th & 6th weeks
Circuit 1: Snatch grip dead lift
Dumbell Bench Press
Circuit 2: Front Squat
Chinups
Circuit 3: Push Press
Hammer Curl
Circuit 4: Back Extension
Reverse Crunch

I'm not very satisfied with it. Does /fit/ have any suggestions?

uh.
that is actually pretty damn good
you have about 9/10th chance of doing worse just picking a routine out of a hat

how about
1. JUST FUCKING STICK TO IT (no weekly lifting ADD)
2. eat

come back in 3 months.
also, where did you find that (who is author?)
