I wanted to run an idea by the experts of /fit/.
I have a bottle/can of creatine powder, a home Bowflex (no real gym till school starts back up in like 10 weeks) and a home EFX machine. I'm about 200lbs and 6'4 but overweight. (One of those cases where you look fine with clothes on, but naked you can tell you're overweight.)

What should I do to maximize my results by the end of summer? I'm not expecting anything unreal, I know what is a realistic expectation, but what do you all think? I'm planning on eating 6 meals a day. At my height/weight how many total calories should I aim for? 2500 since I'm bulking?
Also, if I'm doing upper/lower splits, how many times a week should I do those and HIIT? Is HIIT 3x/week and 2 upper 2 lower a week too much/little?

Sorry for all the questions, any input is greatly appreciated.
