Hey /fit/, after a really hectic past couple months, in cluding full time university/almost full time work and no time to excersize I've broken down and bought myself some hoodia.
I eat healthy for the most part, but I always end up munching when I'm bored without even noticing it, like it's become a subconsious habit. Anyway, what experiences has /fit/ had with hoodia, I've heard good, but I want to know some opinions from people I don't know.

Yes, yes, I realise I should have done SQUATS, which I do a lot when I have the time, but after I get home from a long day of work and school, finish any homework I have, i just don't have it in me...

I feel like this is a last resort, I try containing my appetite, but I feel like a bottomless fucking pit. And with no time to work out it's frustrating.
I'm 5'1 and about 124, so not a huge fatty, but just want to keep the fatty fat fat at bay.
