Hi /fit/,

I have a problem. It is physically impossible for me to kneel on the floor so that my heels/feet touch my ass.

This is not because I'm fat or anything, but the muscle in my thigh just won't stretch far enough for me to kneel that far...

So how do I enable myself to kneel like this?

Pic related, its the type of kneeling I mean.
