I am wondering if any of you has experienced a total body change based only on healthy eating and exercising.I've seem some anons on here who have done really well loosing weight, but I'm talking about something else, like, not working only on fat loss but also toning and giving your body a totally different look!Is it possible? Does it involve a LOT of working? Or is it something that comes along when you work on both things at the time? Do you see results on a long-term basis??To give a clear picture of what I'm talking about I can think of Jennifer Aniston. Now she looks really toned and healthy, while she was kind of chubby at the beginning of her career.My ideal type of body could be her or Kate Hudson. I love that they look so toned but not too much (like Jessica Biel).I guess it all depends also on the state you start from. But have any of you experienced a big body change? How did you do it? What kind of exercise/dieting you went through?Doh, I'm just looking for some inspiration to feed a bit my will power.
