Is just eating salads and crap for a while and drinking just water for a while a good way to lose weight? I do 250 jumping jacks a day, 10 crunches, and 20 pushups, but I don't want to actually get ripped, I just do that to feel good about myself. I could stand to lose about 20 pounds (6'5'' and 185)

fuck off. If i was your height at my body mass, with average bodyfat, i would weigh around 250lbs, if not more
