itt, what you ate today. Altogether, I believe I ate a little over 1200 calories. Not bad.

breakfast: Kashi oatmeal, fiber one honey clusters with skim milk
snack: 100 calorie pop corn (so much fucking pop corn, it's amazing)
lunch: two peach chunk packs, sandwich with nutella (first time eating it, shit was delicious), yogurt, about five slices of turkey (ran out of carrots I normally eat)
snack: a couple of pretzels (wasn't home to eat the apple I normally eat)
dinner: cup of rice with meat stew poured on top

I started off the day with six slices of wonderbread (can't stand whole wheat) with peanut butter for max calories and protein. Post workout I ate a Carl's junior (delicious!) and a protein shake. I finished it off with nearly an hour of low resistence on the elliptical to increase tone. Then, my mom made me a grilled cheese sandwich, and I supplemented it with some microwave grilled chicken breast. I ended the day with a bunch of mac and cheese mixed with tuna.
