So /fit/ I'm trying to get myself into shape and I want some real nice pecs. I don't have much to work with except a couple of weights, a bar for pull ups, and a bench that I flip upside down to do some hard pushups. So far I have been waking up every morning for the past two weeks and doing pull ups, push ups, and just lifting weights. I'm trying to get some nice results in about a months time. I'm not too sure if the way I'm going at it is good or not. This is my first time I started reading and posting on this forum so I'm open to any advice.

incline bench press. For some reason, make sure your shoulder blades are tucked closer together, or something like that. makes your pectoral muscles bunched out more, I guess it focuses the exercise on them more.

A non-moron can clarify that for me please

There is a good reason to do this. It takes your delts out of the equation, you're pushing more with pectorals, and decreases the distance the bar has to travel. This is absolutely necessary to protect your rotator cuffs from the mechanical leverage being put on the joint, preventing possible tendinitis/tendon tear/ligament tear and muscle strain.
