okay /fit/. i need your BEST ab work outs. i want toned abs, but i have a hard time keeping it up. any suggestions?

pic sort of related. i want a tummy sort of like his.

lie on your back on the floor. hold a squat bar above your head. move both legs to one end, down to the floor, then to the other end. repeat 25 times.

core holds are also nice. stay in push-up position, but with your elbows on the ground, for 1 minute. switch to side bridges.

they can get sooooooo painful.

quick question about them though, i heard its good to have a full range of motion so you work the entire muscle and not just sections during a particular movement. how does this apply to bridges/stabilizers?
