Also this anon doesn't think "OMG just eat bettar!" works. You're fat because you *don't* eat well, to fix that you need to analyze what you do and don't eat and make intelligent changes. I personally like the Hacker Diet (Huzzar for thermodynamics!) which is all about your metabolic rate (Check your energy needs at http://www.nutritiondata.com) and balancing that with your food intake.
The easiest piece of advice to *help* is to steam lots of green veggies, and eat them first. Broccoli is my favourite because it's bulky, very energy sparse and very nutritious, and when it's steamed instead of BOILED TO FUCK like most people do it, it's actually delicious. No cheese sauce, anon. No ranch or thousand island either. If you *must*, splash a *tiny* bit of olive oil and/or balsamic over it. Eating the greens first makes you fuller faster, so you'll eat less of your carbs.
There's all the usual advice about ditching soda and chips and all that crap. If you can do it, well done. Some people find it harder to ditch because they wuv them some soft drink. Diet drinks don't have energy, but they taste funny, some people question the safety of the sweeteners and there is research that drinking diet drinks causes weight gain (They suspect it disassociates the brains sweetness=energy=full response). Try to cut back if you can't cut out.
