hey /fit/ i want to know how healthy it is to run and train for cross country races for a girl. this means 5+ miles of running everyday and around 3 miles race pace once ever week to 2 weeks. i heard that with girls elevated estrogen that the joints are weaker than guys.

Not if you are in the correct running shoe for your specific biomechanics, and you are eating properly and not overtraining.

20 miles a week is definitely not overtraining, btw

Trust me, you'll be fine. As long as you make sure you have a balanced diet and don't try to run through an injury, you'll easily make it past 30. In fact, I would highly suggest it. I manage a store that fits for shoes, and life-long marathoners are always in there. They typically look younger and are much healthier than someone who hasn't been running all their life.
