hey /fit/ i'm planning getting back into shape for my birthday. what is the best and fastest way to lose belly fat? especially the freaking love handles i have. i've been trying to get rid of those for a while.

Running, squatz, more running, less fast foods, oatmeal being main source of energy, no heavily processed shit, no fat shit (yellow cheese, cakes etc.), only high-quality low-fat meat (chicken is good, as is tuna).
tl;dr oatz, chicken and greenz for food, running every fucking day until you shit yourself.

1. They are "neutral" to your organism - you can eat shitton of them. Eating too much meat may "clog" your intestines and greens don't provide enough energy.
2. They provide energy efficiently. Sweets provide much energy in one burst. If you don't use it up all (you won't) most of it will go into gut. Oatmealz give enough energy to do everything you need and not more (unless you sit all day, in which case you will still get fat).
3. You can add anything to them - fruit, meat, eggs, honey. They haven't got a strong taste and go well with anything.
4. They lower the risk of heart or cholesterol problems.
