A friend of mine made a comment that good muscles on a guy are like good tits on a chick. To boost my sex appeal I'm thinking of doing something to make me more muscular, mostly around the arms. What sort of exercises can I do at home to help me towards my virtuous goal?

At home? With no equipment?

Pushups, Dips, Pullups/Chinups if you can find a spot. And that's about it. Make sure you have a good diet too.

But ideally you should have weights if you want to see real improvement.

I have no equipment since I've never been that serious about staying in shape. What kind of beginners'' stuff would you guys recommend for weights?
I'm thinking of setting aside 30 minutes a day for my exercise, is that a good amount of time or should I start of slower and work my way up?
