/fit/ help I'm mid workout and just not feeling massively motivated. How do you give yourself the boost to get it done?
I just go in and don't stop. >1 hour cardio everyday is boring as fuck, but oh well.

>>138096Meh, I find going back and forward on the elliptical for 67 minutes everyday boring. But I still do it. The first 45 minutes are hell, in my opinion, but it's all nicely downhill from there.

The taste of sweat gets me off sexually so that is my motivation to keep going.
