Read ingredient labels for sugar, or glucose/fructose. Those are all infected, every one of them. You might see written galactose (I never did). Possibly consider lactose (milk), but your preferences may vary. There's like two others ending in -ose I don't remember. They're all bad. I just avoid everything ending in -ose, all six of them.
That's all I did, that one month, and boom, I was normal weight. What I replaced all those nutritionally deficient foods with was a mountain FRUITS. FRESH FRUITS, no canned shit (also preserved with this bad crap). Bananas, apples, oranges, cherries, blueberries, maybe try a carrot, everything fresh. Vegetables are generally the same I hear, I haven't really checked it all out.
refined sugar does some crazy shit the body. it's very well associated with diabetes. it's refined sugar that should be limited or taxed or banned or something.
