Hey guys, I am fat. I don't have a picture, but I got to the point that I can't see my 6 inch dick anymore when I look down, and I want to lose weight now.I made this decision 1 week ago and I already exercise a good amount, like 30-40 fast push ups every hour during the day and run a mile or so every other night. I also cast aside all sodas and juices and now drink 10-20 glasses of water per day.I'm not sure what to eat though. I heard chicken is a very good alternative to meat. What parts of the chicken should I be eating? How about the skin? What else should I eat with it? I was thinking about rice, but I'm not sure.Can I steal eat my daily tuna salad sub when I lunch at work? They don't offer whole grain bread, so I was afraid that the white bread might be a problem.I'm not a big fan of vegetables though, but I do love spinash. So will I be ok if I only eat that for veggies? I do make up for my lack of veggies by eating at least 4 apples a day.

Chicken IS meat. The breast is the healthiest. Eat it without the skin, and if you eat it with rice use whole grain brown rice. White rice and white bread are both no good.Eating just spinach and apples isn't good. You need a VARIETY of fruits and vegetables. There's so many different kinds out there. Try some different kinds and see if you like them.
Ok, so if I find a good varation of fruits and veggies, and keep up the rest of my exercise, how long will it take before my gut flattens a bit again?Also, is the one white piece of bread per day just gonna negate all my work?
