was wondering. there is always talk about goals and how to achieve them. But what do you do once you get there?

do you set new goal? try to stay there? forget about everything and find a new hobby?

Also, if you want a serious answer then here it is. There is always something you can improve about yourself. There always will be. If you listen and pay attention, you will find answers all around you to the "LOL WHUT NAO" question you seem to be dancing about.

Pix something about yourself and improve it. Read, learn, challenge yourself physically, improve your diet, contemplate spiritual questions, think about the nature of the world, read up on political matters, study economics, get acquainted with philosophers.

If you can't figure out how to look in the mirror and see the next step, then you shouldn't be asking any questions. Because if you aren't able to see how to improve yourself a little bit more, you shouldn't be contemplating changes that you can back up with actions.

my goal right now is to bench press my own weight. Still long way to go.
Bench 95, my weight 145
(I started this excercise 2 weeks ago)

After that i guess 1,5x My weight
