Anyone know of some good exercises for getting a nicer ass?
Squats. You don't even need weights. But if you'd like a little more challenge, get a bookbag and fill it up with heavy things.Also, 8 minute buns, on youtube.

Anyone know if there should be any special protein concerns when trying to work on these buns and abs things?
