yo fitzers,

I always have a cheat meal on a saturday, a nice pizza mmm...
but this week I decided I wouldnt because I wanted to lose more weight, so no pizza this weekend, not even a few beers.

But this has got me thinking about nice food all day, and Im getting so hungry right now I'm half thinking of getting some pizza right now.

How do you stop the urges /fit/?
Or alternatively...
Should I just have a nice cheat meal to keep me happy for another week?

You do realize that if you buy the pizza you'll eat the whole thing right?

That's at least 1400 calories. When I'm trying to lose weight, that's my daily total. So eat the pizza and expand your stomach and feel good for two hours, then spend the next day regretting it and being starving because your stomach expects the next meal to be the same size, meanwhile you're already in damage control so you'll try to eat an even smaller than average meal.

Go make 4 slices of toast, or a couple of bowls of cereal. It'll fill you up, come in under 1000 calories, and you won't be starving the next day.

Dude if you ate good all week, get yourself a fucking pizza. Or what I like to do, get yourself a nice beer and make some steak and garlic butter naan bread. That will fill you up and get you drunk + protein.

eat the pizza, and eat well during the week. Or, if you're weak when it comes to urges, don't buy the pizza. You'll crave it more if you know it's lying in the freezer.

It's stupid to try and not have a cheat day, I mean it's great that you're trying to have a sound diet but I mean do you really want to boycott everything you used to have? 3 times a month of eating a pizza won't hurt or kill you.

Find a different stimulus to food. Drink lots of water to stop your stomach from feeling "empty". Take a long walk or bath. Go buy yourself a new pair of socks. Do anything except eat, really.
