Sup /fit/,Got a question for ya; I usually switch between cross trainers and those hometrainer cycles during my cardio session when I'm at the gym.For some reason (according to the machines) I'm burning alot more calories on the cross trainer while I sweat considerably more and tire out faster on the hometrainer.Machinery inaccuracy or some hidden quality of the crosstrainer?
Crosstrainer uses your whole body weight as resistance, cycling - you sit on your ass. Push yourself on the cross trainer and you will sweat alot more imho.
