Day 2 /fit/!

I ran for more than an hour (62:15) burning 600 calories and traveling 4.5 miles. I feel fucking fantabulous already. I'm gonna try for 5 miles tomorrow, I could have gone faster.

I said before I wanted to work out for 1 hour 30 minutes a day, I limit my running to 1:00 today because its all cardio, and I think I could spend my time better if I knew how. I want to start doing ab crunches and upper body workouts but I don't know enough about weight lifting to do it. Any ideas?

Also, I'd like to accelerate the weight loss by supplementing my new diet with a weight loss pill or placebo. Does anyone have a success story for diet pills? I trust you more than anyone else anon.

I have access to weights, but no one to weightlift with (yet anyways, I need to get some results before recruiting any of my friends in on it) so I'm more going to work on toning what I already have. As far as I know, there is no machine training for abs, so an ab routine will suffice for that, as for upperbody, I said sometime ago that I work at UPS, I constantly lift on average 30 pounds above my head. While this isn't a lot to the weightlifting community, this is plenty enough to say that I have decently sized arms for a videogame otaku. So...

Ab Routine, maybe light weightlifting for my arms, whatelse?

No no no, those exercises I linked cover all muscles. It's all encompassing. Squats and deadlifts will rip your abs up far better than any machine.

Again, I don't have any friends to lift with, and I'm kinda... afraid to use freeweights without some supervision (I'm WAAAAAY new to the workout scene). I'll read the thread now though, just in case I missed something.

The absolutely do, it's just they're very unpredictable and dangerous. Not worth the risk at all. One person may be able to handle a dose fine, the person next to him might start shaking, break out in a cold sweat and feel like garbage from the same exact dose.

Too dangerous, not worth it.
