can someone tell me how many sets and reps of crunches and sit ups I should do?

Right now I am doing just 1 rep of 20 (1 rep of sit ups and 1 rep of crunches but I know this isn't very much or very effective.

Do these until you collapse. Then repeat as many times as you want.

I would do a minimum of 100 crunches for my workout (maybe 75... 50 the other day because I was feeling like a total bitch after hitting the heavy bags). Then do maybe like 3 sets of 10 v-ups afterwards and then some other shit. I've somehow acquired a six-pack within 3 months or so doing stuff like this 3-4 times a week, and I still have a lot of body fat.

I usually do 5 sets of 50 crunches. i switch which type of crunch im doing at the 25 mark on each set so for example: 25 cross leg crunches then 25 bycicle crunches
