/fit/ I need your input on the routine I've been using. I've been at it for a few months now, and I do see the effect but I was just wondering if there was anything you all would recommend extra, or to be replaced. Anything at all, really. I don't want to body build, just get a decent body, and be healthy. Cardio is also high on the list.

Monday:
Squat
Leg Extension
Heel raise with dumbbells
Bench press
Dumbbell Fly
Dumbbell Kickback

Tuesday:
Upright Row
Side Deltoid Raise
Military Press with Dumbbell
Wide Grip Row
