how bad is it to eat carbs at night?

Like if I'm 6'4'', 165 an just got back from doing squats at the gym and I'm about to go to sleep. But I'm hungry as hell. (already drank my recovery drink) so I plan to eat a shitload of Musli with milk, a can of tuna, and drink some milk. Is that bad?

My apetite is usually not that good in the morning :/

allright, this leads me to another question.

Is it ok to eat "only" 3000kcal on your recovery day if you are just not that hungry and then go for 4k on your on days?
