How is P90X like? I pretty much have the typical body of someone who does want to start it. Not yet overweight BMI wise (BMI works for people without much muscle, fyi), but not too far off, would like to lose some fat and gain some strength and look good in general. My diet is no problem either, I eat very clean and make all my own food (except maybe part of my breakfast, the Fiber One part). Hell, I make my own yogurt. Anyway, how is it?

the abripperX part of it is pretty awesome and leaves your abs in a state of panic, can't speak for the other vids though
It's decent.
I've done a few of the routines. They kick ass.
I do Ab Ripper X every two days, I really like it and I find it works. The others I haven't tried at all though.
It's pretty fucking decent, but you have to really STICK to every exercise and diet.
