1) Learn how to fucking breathe during your workout (Breathing is the key to exercise)
2) During cardio pace yourself, conserve your strength.
3) Lift at least 3 times a week (Buy a pair of dumbells)
4) DON'T EAT: Anything fried, too much nuts, egg yolks, non-trimmed meat, chips, SODA, not even diet ( soda is like liquid sugar/fat)
5) Do eat: Fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken breast, lean meat cuts, oatmeal.
6) Drink shitloads of water!
