stand with your back against a wall, start by putting your heels touching the wall and then gradually straighten out your posture by touching your calves, then thighs, lower back, shoulders, neck, head... hold yourself there for a few/over9000 minutes and then walk straight forward trying to keep your upper body as still as possible... repeat a few times everyday until posture is fixed

+1, or hyperextensions, they are easier and target only back, not back+legs

btw it is usually a matter of self respect and self confidence. if you have No self confidense then you are bound to walk like that - it is usually 90% of the cases except for the inborn defects.

Also by having good posture you actualy can boost your self respect.

If your posture is like the picture you need to a)loosen your chest with stretches, b)strengthen your upper back, c)stretch your hip flexors and probably d) stretch your erector spinae.

pic shows 1) chest stretch with a resistance band (can also use a broomstick) 2) plow stretch for the erector spinae 3)hip flexor stretch

strengthen upper back with pulling movements, e.g. bent-over rows, pull-ups/chin-ups etc.

I also forgot: with the hip and chest stretches, hold for 1min+ trying to get a bit of a deeper stretch as you take deep breaths. Don't hold the plow stretch for more than 30 seconds.
