What is /fit/'s opinion on loose skin?

I've heard various things ranging from IT DOESN'T EXIST to OH MY GOD I HAVE IT ALL OVER THE PLACE.

PERSONAL STORY STARTS HERE -
Three years ago when I started losing weight, my Doctor told me that I might have Loose Skin after I lost the 100 pounds that I wanted to lose.

Well, I lost the 100 pounds, and I'm 165 pounds now. (5'11")
It took a little longer than a year to accomplish.
Previous to losing the weight, I had been overweight for 3 years, and medically obese for 2.
I can stretch the skin on my arms a good two or three inches, and my "breasts" become these two flat flaps when I bend over.
I'm a guy, that's why I say "breasts."
My stomach also folds in on itself, almost like a Tara Reid-esque stomach, just not as freaky, and fleshier.
According the the pictured guy, Loose Skin doesn't exist, and I need to lose more fat and weight.

I know the answer to your problem right there. You said it took you 3 years to lose 100 lbs. right? Well, congradulations on that man. Well done.

However, the 3 years part kind of suggest that you really haven't been working out that much.

You will get loose skin if you lose a ton of weight really fast by starving yourself or by just changing your diet alone. You have to excerise to tighten the skin and build muscle to fill it out.

Never trust anyone without a medical degree with anything medical in nature, unless each bit of their argument cites reputable studies. There are way too many meatheads pulling shit out of their ass, using flawed logic and no solid evidence.
