Breakfast - Kashi GoLean Blueberry Waffles, Airborne Tablet, 8 oz of water

Morning Snack - 1/2 cup of Fiber One Cereal

Lunch - 200g of broccoli, 125 g red pepper, south beach living garlic herb chicken tv dinner

Workout - 8 oz of water, 35 mins of HIIT, dry sauna for 20-30 mins, shower

Total cals for the day: 575

I just buy a bunch of vegetables, chicken breast, cooked turkey, protein items and fruit and pick a random order every meal.

Almost every day:

Breakfast- Cup of Oatmeal with sucanat and honey, 3 egg omelet, fruit.
Snack- Fruit or Fiberone bar.
Lunch- Sandwich (tuna, turkey, or organic pbj).
Snack- Glass of milk, whatever else I want.
Dinner- 4 oz Chicken breast, 1 cup brown rice, 1 cup mixed veggies or broccoli.

Sandwich in the afternoon - 200-250 calories
Sandwich for dinner - 200-250 calories.
A banana or some fruit if I feel I really need it.

lol wtfux. my warmup on the c2 usually burns about 100-150 calories. let alone whatever i do for a workout. i would be dead with that little calories. at least take it 1500 in my opinion
