So /fit/I want to integrate squats into my routine, just wanted to know which squat should I use there are so many of them I don't really know which one to choose, I'm looking for one that will exercise my abdominal and leg strength. Anyone have any ideas of what squat should I use for this?

i'd say front squats, they tend to work the abs a bit more than back squats. for me at least
