I'm 5'11 and I went from 195 to 177 in about 5 weeks, but I don't notice any changes (and I certainly don't look as thin as guy in pic).

Is this just water weight cause I've been eating a little less? Or wut?

Forgot to mention, I'm 19, run for 30-45 mins 3-4 times a week and lift weights 3 times a week--but I just started 5 weeks ago so I do most stuff half-assed.

People are the same weight & height do not look the same. You have to take into account body fat & muscle mass. You can have a 180lb guy with little fat and a good amount of muscle and another guy with no muscle and alot of fat. Do not use your weight as a standard measure, body fat % is a better way for tracking your progress. And no, i very much doubt 18lb is water weight.
