newrunner here

I'm currently running 2 miles a day, and feel good about it.

I don't really want to get technical about losing fat, but I'm currently just not eating a lot of fatty foods and stuff (cereal or banana for breakfast, whatever is at school for lunch, 1-2m run, fruit for dinner).

But am I doing it right? I don't want to accidentally my entire weight loss and skinny-getting endeavor.

If it would be so easy to lose your entire weight, everybody here would be ripped like a IFBB Professional Bodybuilder..

Wow, you're totally getting twenty minutes of exercise a day, dude. Except of course for days you don't feel like it or it's raining or you have something better to do I bet. Can I have your autograph before you start your own line of gyms and get too rich and famous to post on /fit/?
