Hello fellow /fit/izens,

As for tommorow, I will be starting my new program which only invovles COMPOUNDZ exercise. I will be working out twice a week (tuesdays & thursdays)

There are my exercise order:
SQUATZ
OVERHAND CHIN-UPZ
STANDING OVERHEAD PRESSES
DEADLIFTZ
BENCH PRESS
UPRIGHT ROW
