yo OP, don't diss the egg yolks, shit's good for you. Eat nuts, berries, QUARK(man! I LOVE QUARK!), tunafish in a can with bread or tuna steaks, RED MEAT RED MEAT RED MEAT, cottage cheese and shit. Banana and chicken wings after workout is probably not enough. QUARK it up. Also, eat one hour before workout and immediatly after.
