So /fit/, does help to stave off sickness or drive it away by exercising, or does expending all the energy just weaken you?

Should I just rest and do all the other generic stuff (drink liquids, Vitamin C, etc.)?

Sometimes I exercise and I feel much better, and don't continue to feel groggy and stuff.

exercising releases natural horomones that make people happy and that make people feel good... but if your sick youd probably already be tired so working out might burn what little energy your body might have and make you exhausted. i dont really know, but my quess is it would just depend on your bodys reaction. ask a trainer or doctor before you try it would probably be a good idea though.

I hate getting sick because it always destroys any strength gains I've been making with the week and a half layoff.
