Power to the party, baby!
I just started training with mine and man...technique is everything. I have a wicked nice bruise from poor snatch form so I just went back to my swings for the time being. I would train C&P more but I really want to work on my HS pushups :p.

Kettlebells are generally overpriced but Pavel's information (also very pricey but most of it is "freely" available) is worth it. Pullup bar and KB's are good enough for USMC Force Recon, USSS, and Spetsnaz...but hey 4chan has high standards so I understand. Personally, I have applied a lot of the techniques with great success.

I love KBs, I own a lot of them and use them exclusively. They are fun and they keep me coming back, which is more than I can say for the traditional freeweights and cardio.

kb's are awesome, they recruit more muscles than db's. the real weight lifters of times past we're at the circus i heard, they used kettlebells before weight lifting became all domesticated with machines doing all the work for you. don't get me wrong, machines are great for targeting like 1 muscle, but getting functional strength for the whole body, they suck like newbs. there's like 600 muscles in the body by the way.
