Fruit Snacks - eat fruitReeses Puffs - find something with less sugar and whole grainPB&J - It's okay but a turkey or chicken or tuna sandwich would be better. Also, jelly is high in sugars. No white bread either.Tortilla Chips- Snack on some almonds or some sort of nut instead. Even if they're salted/baked they're still okay.Dinner- I can't really comment on your dinner because I pretty much eat whatever is on the table...whether we get chinese or my dad's girlfriend makes some pasta and meat. It's usually pasta and pork or steak though.
