DAY 1
chest
barbell bench 3 sets of 6-10 reps
incline dumbbell bench 3 sets 6-10 reps
Triceps
Lying Flat Tricep Extensions 3 sets 6-10 reps
Cable Rope Pulldowns 2 sets 8-12 reps
DAY 2
back
barbell rows 3 sets 6-10 reps
lat pulldown 3 sets 8-12 reps
1 arm dumbbell rows 2 sets 8-12 reps
