hey /fit/
i would like you to help me put together a training program for a rather specific task-
raping women (college aged females).
other than stronglifts to give me 'general strength' and the cardio i do on my off days (HIIT) which i imagine to be VERY specific to the sprinting and catching of my activity, i wonder if there is anyone else out there who could recommend doing "X", which would greatly enhance my chases to successful rapes ratio.

also, which martial art would be BEST for this? a submission kinda of thing? i dont want them in a joint lock per se, but the 'mount' in BJJ looks to be exactly what i'll be doing. but i imagine i'll need some striking backgrounds for those who fight back/claw/mace, etc.

also, i do my rapes "raw" and w/out weapons, because...thats just not fair.

im decently big, 6ft, 180. and i prefer them 'petite' for personal pleasure and the 'obvious', but i wouldnt mind taking on bigger prey every now in then, nothing BBW mind you, but maybe a lil more beef, so i can try some different positions.

TL DR: the more i can dominant them w/strength, the more pliant they become pleasuring me (be it fear or they 'like' being manhandled and taken in the biblical sense) as they DESIRE to lose control. psychoerotic stuff or something, also they dont report it too, as they feel 'torn' (in more ways than one) from actually enjoying it at some, deep, removed level.

also, any supplements you guys would recommend? How about you martial artists, what do you take before the event?

i imagine we have similar needs because you want a boost, but not jittery, as that takes you out of your mindset and makes you feel 'unnatural' and wired. i used to take a bit of superpump 250 to feel some 'pop'.

also, casein b4 bed? what is best drink before one of my 'workouts', as i need constant energy for the sprints, long chases, and also the submission, so its both very aerobic AND anaerobic, dont want to toss cookies as well during the deed.

a must maintain the image of total superiority and control during the entire act. the less apparent effort, the better. makes'em docile as kitten to my envitable thrusting climax.

You'd probably want to pick up some MMA, the muscular endurance and the hold I assume would be similar to rapin a bitch.

Stonglifts sucks, learn a real program.

To work on your sprint speed, try doing things like hill sprints, with a lot of rest time.

i i was watching Karelin manhandle his opponents in a non gay way. powercleaning a 300lb man is pretty impressive. so what ever he did (i imagine a soviet olympic style lifting program) would be highly applicable, due to the 'relative speed' of the lifts versus something like the powerlifts, done slowly, for reps, in Stronglifts. so yah, what else, full body and explosive?

Would crossfit be of anyuse for my 'activities'? it seems to be very 'universal', but all the videos of the average crossfitters (not the fitness models used on the main site) seem like weak, slow faggots with poor form. seems like good, non weighted conditioning.

once you get close, you only need about 30 seconds of endurance TOPS to achieve 'mount' and total dominance. if one of my 'partners' does now submit in that time i have to start hitting, but that normally never happens. if you are rough enough w/the take down, women will lie their all docile like, just like they do for their BFs.

i wonder how many actually tell their BFs...

This looks like very reasonable advice, i've seen them do free running (district 13 ftw) and its extremely impressive at covering distances through urban environments very quickly.

and likely even better for 'escape and evasion' than hunting. as i set up my kills, but you can never know when johnny law or mr. do gooder gets involved and gives chase.

forgive me for my ignorance, but, it 'parkour' a training type of thing that...um, you have a program for? like. how do you 'train parkour' i've seen videos and watched movies but that =/= 'i do parkour'
