Well for one thing, eating vegetarian means absolutely nothing in terms of getting lean/losing weight, if that's what you were/are going for.
At 5'10", depending on your muscle mas, I'd say you'd have to drop to about 170ish, give or take 10 lbs, to see any noticeable six pack. Running will help a lot, or any hearty cardiovascular exercises. Obviously doing crunches, then expanding to different types, will help on the definition side.
The most important part is diet though, in showing abs, since the abdominal muscles are so small to begin with and are hidden under the adipose tissue (fat) on your midsection. If you're eating vegetarian, stay away from refined sugars, carbohydrates, etc, everything you've heard about probably for the past 5 years. Whole wheat products, no "high fructose corn syrup," eating low fat dairy (though studies have shown that dairy itself helps to reduce stomach fat). For protein, you're gonna have a tougher time getting quality. I'd just suggest whey supplements, or beans and stuff that's high in protein and fiber.
