sup fit. i'm a typical skinny fag looking to get bigger and stronger. Trouble is that there is no gym within a realistic distance, and I am a student with little-no money.I have, a pullup bar, pushup bars, 2x14lb dumbells(too light for almost all exercises), and like a chest expander thing which came free with the pullup bar.What can I do for a routine? Or will I see little or no improvement from using these? I was thinking that at 5'8"(growing though ;)), 145lbs and ~14% bf bodyweight exercises should suffice for a while?I don't know how to make a routine out of these, because I don't know what muscles I am using in most exercises, but here's what did in this past week.sunday: Pullup variations, close grip, wide grip, and a few with a dumbell between my legs and simulated shrugs(don't know if these actually work). I warmed up using the dumbells for bent over rows.monday: ab ripper x, lol, simulated deadlifts using chest expander and body weight squats...tuesday: dumbell flyes finished with dumbbell presses, simulated bench press with chest expander and shit lots of pushups with the bars, finishing with elevated.Sometimes I do tricep dips also.Comment too long.
