I'm 6'4" (192cm) and 190lbs (85kg), I feel skinny as hell so I'm on a bulking program. Apparently, I'm supposed to consume 3442 calories a day. How do I manage it without pigging out on cake and chocolate?

Are you stupid? If you know not to eat the junk food, then you should obviously eat a lot of healthy stuff. Preferably 5 or 6 small meals a day.

yes just get enough calories, some people wont even put on fat if they overeat as their bodies tend to burn off extra calories as heat rather than storing it as fat.
