Evening, /fit/.Whenever I work out during the morning I always get these headaches around mid-afternoon.I only do about 30 min of cardio then some weights whenever I go to the gym. The headaches always start at the same time and last until the evening.Do you think this is a hydration issue, bad form? (I do sometimes smoke a joint/watch tv so thats probably a big factor)Or perhaps something more serious.Any information would be helpful.
It could also be a blood sugar thing.Throw in an apple or orange or two when you start to feel the slump, maybe?
Wow, I workout mid afternoon and tend to get headaches by the evening. I drink tons of water, eat regularily, and take protein, but I still get headaches.
>>9961Three common things I've seen is, as>>9964said blood sugar. Eat some healthy sugars like fruit.Dehydration. Drink more water while working out and afterwards.Or neck and spinal related pains. You can work to fix this by doing workouts healthy for your spine and neck like Side Bridges and some Yoga poses.
