sup /fit/.

Today, I did some calculations, and I come to this conclusion: I'm eating roughly the same calories I ate before this diet. You see, before I ate through out the day, with no consise meal. Total would come out to about 1100 calories. Now, I eat three complete meals and a snack between lunch and dinner. Comes out to about 1000-1050. I'm eating about the same god damn way I did for all my damn life. Has my metabolism just be fucked up since the beginning? How would I lose weight?

Well, you're at anorexia levels now, so I don't know.

Adult male minimum level recommendation is 1800 daily. For women, 1200. Averages, that is.

Thing is, I've ate like this my whole life, but I'm still obese. I never actually knew I was eating like an anorexic person until recently, but I'm just never hungry.

Take vitamin B and work out. You'll eat more.

If genes are your problem, then just dieting isn't going to cut it. If you want to lose weight, then you're going to need to exercise.

WOAH. You're starving ... or supposed to be, somehow you figure that out. We store fat when the last few meals come rarely. Increase the frequency of eating. By eating more, it stimulates metabolism (burning).
