So I've been looking at some YouTube videos of "proper" running techniques and such and it all seems contradictory.

May any of you share some good videos you've come by on running, on the YouTubes.

Use your whole body when running

Don't swing your feet. I'm bodgy, I do. Instead of lifting them up, I swing them around to the outside and to the front again. I do that jogging, and untilo I get up to high speeds. Hideously unpleasant on your calves.

Oh and a question for everyone. I ran track and they discouraged keeping your hands in a fist and instead run with them flat/straight.
