Hi guys I'm going to join the canadian army in about a year's time. I'm a girl and I can barely do two push ups. How do I train so that I can do at least 20? Sit-ups are no problem for me though.

Start diagonally using a chair and work your way down till you can do it horizontally without straining your back.

Dynamic Tension ftw.

Do girl pushups, as many as possible then work up to regular pushups. You might want to mix in a bit of weight lifting in there, jst don't overwork yoruself

In one year you can become the She-Hulk, so you have plenty of time to work to 20 push-ups.

Pretty much the best way to get better at push-ups is push-ups. Even if you don't get stronger, your body will learn to do the push-up movement more easily.

Triceps (bench dips) and shoulder (overhead press) exercises will also help develop your push-up.

Have you knees be your pivot point, not your toes.

Hi guys I'm going to become a career race car driver in about a year's time. I'm a girl and I can barely switch out of first gear without stalling. How do I train so that I can do at least a 10 second quarter mile. Braking is no problem for me though.
