Well /fit/ I'm having serious troubles here.
Problem is:

I have a pear body shape, I'm male and all the freaking fat is stored in my hips, thighs and butt, is fucking depressing when I look down at my butt on the mirror it seems like I'm wearing diapers, what can I do to reduce these freaking areas, I just want a "V" shaped body.

Pyramid burpees and long distance runs.
Pyramid burpees would be doing sets like
1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1
or go up to 20. 30 seconds rest between sets.
It doesn't take long but it will KICK YOUR ASS.

I made good experiences with L-Carnitine capsules.
Took 1000mg before each training and got from 12.4% Bodyfat to 8.3% Bodyfat in a bit over 3 months.

It's obvious that L-Carnitine doesn't work the same for everyone though. I'm working out 3 times a week and i cook my own food. Therefore i get best results.

But i would be careful because if you loose weight too fast, your skin will look ugly for the rest of your life.

Step 1: ask 4chan for advice.
Step 2: get told (correctly) that spot reduction doesn't exist, that you should control your diet, lift weights, and do some cardio, in that order of priority.
Step 3: ignore all advice and carry on being an obese monster (optional)

Download that book and start following that program. Don't change anything. Eat a lot more protein and a lot less crap. Do this for three months solid. Become noticeably more awesome.
