what are some good excercises w/o equipment?

jogging, push ups, sit ups ect.

Do some body weight squats, some push ups, some sit ups, dips if you have something you can use - some sturdy chairs, a suitable kitchen work bench configuration.

Do a reasonable amount - I try and do 5 sets of each of those until failure or a maximum of 15, breaking for about 10-15 seconds in between.

For cardio, jogging is the answer.
