Stretch marks Anonymous
I've recently lost a lot of weight, and have developed some nasty stretch marks in between my shoulder and bicep.

I would now like to start lifting weights, mostly curls and bench pressing, in order to get my body into my desired look and to gain some of the muscle that I lost. My fear is that I don't want to make my stretch marks worse due to lifting weights and stretching my arms out even more.

Is there a way around this? Any ideas on how I can gain muscle mass while limiting the amount of stretch marks I get on my arms? As of right now, they look pretty bad, and seem like they could get worse.

Some info: I'm 23 years old, am 5'10 and weigh 172 pounds.

tl;dr: How do I gain muscle without getting stretch marks?

Thanks, /fit/
