Obese and Lazy Anonymous
Atleast according to the BMI I'm Obese, at 33% bodyfat, 6.2 ft and 265 lbs. German/French/Italian/UK body type implied, I'm more on the overweight side, I've got powerful legs that can press at least 200lbs, and I eat a healthy diet with very few junk foods. I am lazy however, so while I can hold a routine for a few days to a week, I end up stopping and nothing gets done. How can I break the laziness so I can get myself in better shape?

Just for comparison I'm 6'2, weigh 190lbs and can press more than 2x that.

At your weight you should leg press at least 800 kg in order to claim you have powerful legs.
