Running 6 am tomorrow Anonymous
okay i have spring break this week and i want to get in shape. I have been going to the gym every week but i want to do more this week. Im planning to wake up and jog tomorrow.
Should i eat first before i run or after?? please help me experts

Speaking from experience rather than interweb text knowledge, I like to eat before; but I have to wait a fucklong time between eating and running; like 2.5 to 3 hours.
I never used to wait that long until my high school track coach told me to, and it helped a lot. It gives you enough time to digest the food enough that you don't feel sluggish, but also so you get energy from it.

Really though, it depends how far you're running. Some times I'll run in the morning without eating, and I feel pretty good. I'd say if you're going to run for more than 30-40 minutes, eat before, but the best thing to do would be to try both and see how you feel.

Usually I just grab a 100cal bar, then I run. Once I'm done running, I get breakfast.

i eat fresh fruit while i run and throw the seeds, peels etc on peoples cars

sounds like a good way to fuck up another person's day up. they could just be walking around with out a care in the world and you throw a banana peel in front of them. they slip and fall off the sidewalk and into traffic get hit by a car and ironically turned into a vegetable.
