I'm curious as to /fit/s personal experiences wih cerartine. Yea or nay?
I'm trying to lose some fat but put on lean muscle, so I run plenty. I had one friend tell me it's for beefing up, and another tell me it just nmakes gives you the energy to excersise more. Oh God, please help me /fit/ I've never used a supplement before.

Ive started to use the stuff this year, and the shit works for me. It matters on what creatine you use though. I made major gains in strength, with both Fuzion and BSN cell mass, but BSN makes you retain shitty amounts of water. Fuzion fucking keeps you moving, but dosent retain as much water. Best bet is to do research on which kind of creatine your thinking of buying. Shits not a miracle supplement though, it only helps you bust your ass harder.

I have used creatine before and it is not to lose weight it helps build muscle--- creatiune is naturally made in the body when you take creatine it just makes you have more. I work out all the time and I can tell you if you want to lose wieght and get some muscle definition use lighter wieght but more reps this way the muscle is constantly being burned therefore toning it but not making it a lot more massive anyway prolonged use of creatine can hurt your liver

346820 here, yea shit uses up your liver. So try to avoid getting drunk as fuck as much as possible. I havent gotten shitfaced since ive started on the shit.
