Ok, /fit/ guys. I'm quite thin and light about 54kg, I wanna gain weight, but not fats, I want to grow some muscles, especially on my arms. I do at least 20 pushups a day, gradually increasing.

I want to know what foods are good for gaining weight, high in protein, like beans? I don't want all those weight-gainer pills drinks bullshit. Don't trust them

Chicken, turkey, beef, nuts, peanut butter are all high in protein.

You need calories too though. Foods good for gaining weight are potatoes, pasta, wheat bread, and the things listed above.
