Charlie horses Anonymous
So I've been exercising for about three months now and all is going splendid. But I get these horrible fucking charlies horses when I sleep or move my legs the wrong way. It almost always happens in legs or feet and they make me bawl when they occur as they tend to last a good 5-10 minutes. Besides drinking more water, wtf do I do?

tl;dr Charlie horses suck, how do I fix?
