Hey /fit/, I'm in good shape. People say I move like a pro-athele, but I have on problem. My gut is huge, I have a beer gut.I can run at a nice pace and my treadmill registers 160 HR for 1.5 hours without me getting really tired (I need a new one, mine only gives you HR and one other thing). Why do I still have a beer belly?How can I get rid of it? You can see my ab muscles when I move around, but they're under so much fat or whatever else I have in my body.What do I do?
You cant have a beer gut and ab definition.Reword OP.Also, eat less.
Yes you can, the gut is only on the front side of my stomach. My sides are pretty good.Sorry, English isn't my first language. I can give you the muscle names that are covered up and what isn't.
