Sup /fit/. I have a 5 week term break coming up in a week and I'm thinking of doing some cardio to lose my spare tire. I'm not terribly overweight; 78kg, 175cm. Pretty sure 25% of it is body fat. My goal is to cut my fat down to 15% so I'll weigh around 70kg.I was wondering is it safe or even possible to cut down that much within a month? Inb4 SQUATZ, doing SL5x5 atm. HIIT would be the best option maybe but how do I incorporate those along with 5x5?
