Hi /fit/ I know my current workout is not optimal but it's still the best I can do.

I'm currently doing Stronglifts 5x5 3 times a week and i'm boxing 2-3 times a week ( depending on my work schedule.)

I know that I won't grow as fast as I could if I was only doing Stronglifts but still i'm not gonna stop boxing.

I eat a shitload but I could eat even more ( and that's what i'm gonna do.) Does /fit/ as more tips for me should I continue to go this way ?


Also if you need more info: Op is 5,5 and 139 lbs. ( I'm going for 145 lbs.)
