Ok /fit/ i need your help Im roughly 9stone, no idea what that is in lbs/kg's. Ive been working out for a couple of months now and have seen a slight improvement in my appearence; like muscle size, body etc and Im gradually lifting heavier weights when i feel it's too easy. I would like to put on more body weight/make my muscles bigger etc and was thinking about taking whey protein or weight gain products. Can someone give me some advise on which supplement to take first or take both whey and weight gain together?

can you eat more food throughout the day? whole foods would be best for you.

keep on with the whey pre/post workout and first thing in the AM with your oats or whatever the fuck
