So /fit/, a question for you.

I've got myself one of these fancy body fat% scales (pic related). I trust it about as far as I can throw the damn thing. This Saturday I ate a shitload of pizza and other bad stuff, then Sunday morning did loads of exercise and worked in the garden, hopped in the shower, and then on the scale. My body fat went from 18.4 on Friday to 13.4 on Sunday, while I'd gained about a kilo in weight. I'm calling bullshit.

tl;dr: how fast can your body fat % change in reality?

Anything but water tank weighting is pretty much bullshit when you want to find your fat percentage.

does it come with instructions? cause YOU CANT MEASURE BF% RIGHT WITH THOSE MACHINES AFTER EXERCIZING!

also, what's the point? it's not like you lose BF right away after cardio or something lol
