sup /fit/,Have a bit of a dilemma, I did some free-weights the other day (only light, around 30kg) but I didn't stretch properly so my left arm is really hard to bend. I have a job trial tomorrow doing kitchen hand type work, and I don't want it to limit me. Will any kind of stretching exercise or something help repair it faster, or will putting more strain on it make it worse?
