Your fat and protein look good but you need way more Cal, so more carbs. You could probably increase your fat a bit, but I wouldn't worry about it.

Eat 500 Cal more than you find from that.
Just to give you a bit of a guideline.
I'm 20, 5'5", around 6% body fat.
I eat at least 150 g protein, 60-110g fat, and fill in the blank with carbs until I get up to 3000 or more Cal.
