Hey /fit/,

I want to work on my hip and lower back strength so I can fuck better and longer without getting warn out. I've been doing squat thrusts and lying on my bike and moving my hips upwards with my workouts for about a month and a half but I'm not getting the results I want.
Stamina, strength and overall fitness are good, I'm a runner and I eat good it's just that energetic fucking takes it's toll on my lower back and hips.
I'm only able to go about 20-25 minutes in doggy or missionary with my gf before I have to put her on top and let her do most of the work.

Any suggestions appreciated.

well personally, whenever I go for 20 or more minutes of nonstop reaming action she starts to get sore, and thats no good.

maybe your gal has thicker pussy skin or something? I dunno. It just seems like if you pushed the right buttons it shouldnt take any longer than 10 minutes to get a gal to cum.
