YOU DO NOT NEED TO LOAD CREATINE. they say it on the bottle to make you consume more of it.
just take 5g on training days sometime before workout.
Creatine helps maybe 5 - 10% in gains and strength, but its going to be useless if your diet is not in check first.
get your diet in check, set and in the habit before you hit up the creatine. maybe 6 months of lifting as well.
Creatine is okay to use for years at a time without going off it, IF you dont take like 15g a day and do stupid shit like loading phases. just 5g, dont mix it, just a teaspoon, put it in your mouth, wash it down with water. this is the best way to take it.
