1-4 - Strength 4-8 - Strength/Hypertrophy 8-12 - Hypertrophy 12+ - Endurance
just do you know though, some people respond to different shit, this is just a general guideline, 20 rep heavy squats are going to make your legs grow, etc.
try to stick around 5 - 8 on the heavy compound lifts, learn good form and add 5 lbs every week. do this for a year or two and you will have a strong base
