After working out, I always shake when I bend down, or have to use any of my muscles. Why?
Seriously though that's pretty normal after a hard workout. It goes away after a day or two.
It's called exhaustion.Ingest some electrolytes like magnesium and calcium to prevent muscle twitching or cramps.
