Hey /fit/

I started doing an exercise routine at the beginning of August, and I've done a 30 minute session every day for two weeks straight..I had no problem doing it in the beginning..But now when I start the routine I get tired quickly..Shouldn't my stamina be better then when I started?

Your problem might be psychological- a lack of motivation, probably boredom. Perhaps try changing the routine a little.

I have a similar problem. I yawn between my squat sets. Is this because i don't have enough blood in my head?

I agree. I hate working out, I love the burn I feel afterwards, makes me feel alive, but the act is so EXCRUCIATINGLY BORING.
