So I'm yet another one who decided I was disgusted with how out of shape I was and decided to start doing at least SOMETHING every day. So far it's been lots of crunches and a few pushups every night right before bed. I like them because I can just do it right there next to the bed, no matter where I am, without any equipment. Are there any other good simple "anywhere exercises" I'm missing that aren't some kind of crazy ridiculous feat?

You won't do shit with a few crunches, and the "HEY AT LEAST I'M DOING SOMETHING" mentality will make sure you don't ever do shit, because hey, at least you're doing something, it's still better than nothing.

Just continue to be skeptical, no doubt you'll feel fit, have energy and lose all the fat you want from a few crunches before bed. At least you're doing something.

Besides, you're good looking and have a decent build, you just want to lose some belly, no need for all those diets and hard exercises, a few crunches every day will make you lose fat, at least you're doing something.

oh, still moving onto the HIIT, but for the record I've been doing 100 crunches a night if you thought "a few" meant like 15. I'm not retarded.
