/fit/ness freaks, what's the best number of meals for someone to eat in a day, personally i eat 3 with no snacking inbetween but i heard that if you eat 7 small meals a day that's actually better for your metabloism, is this true?

This. Basically, take the 3 meals you normally eat, and split their amount in half and eat them about every 3 hours or so.
