Something new Anonymous
Been working out for about a year /fit/, but I've recently hit a plateau. Decided to switch my workout up a little, what does /fit/ think of this split?

Wednesday: Chest, Tri's, Cardio
Bench Press 4 x 8-12
Incline Press 4 x 8-12
Decline press 4 x 8-12
Flat fly 3 x 8-12
Incline Fly 3 x 8-12
Pushdowns 4 x 8-12
Skulls 4 x 8-12
Kick Backs 4 x 8-12
Rope Pushdowns 4 x 8-12
Cardio 1 Hour

Thursday: Legs, Core, Cardio

way too many fucking exercises, you should be pushing yourself to near failure/failure with a muscle group for maximum hypertrophy. 12 total sets of presses, seriously? i can understand doing an incline and just a regular bench press but decline targets the same exact muscles your normal bench does

and not enough fucking god damn squats
