If you are doing very explosive, complex lifts (as in multijoint lifts) then yes, you can probably get away without doing cardio. If all you're doing is heavy lifting or weight training that doesn't rely on cardio, then you will not have endurance.
Best thing to do if you do not want to do cardio seperatley is to combine lifting and cardio. Google complexes. Or switch to lifts that require alot of energy such as olympic lifts. They will knock the fucking wind out of you.
