Where can I find cheap, pre-made diets? I'm starting to exercise and I already stopped drinking soda and eating junk food, but for the last two weeks my weight has just been hovering.

Is having a diet really that important to fat loss though? Or can I keep doing what I am and expect results?

at first,a good diet or good exercise will give you some results,but at some point youre going to need both and for best results its good to eat well and workout hard
