Dear /fit/,

First of all, pic related as it's me.

I'm looking to build lean muscle and tone up. I only do about 4 hours of cardio (running/soccer/racquetball) per week, and I've sort of hit a plateau in how I look. Will adding more cardio help me tone up? I've heard that adding more cardio after a certain point doesn't really help. What about shit like situps/pushups? And how many should I do? I'd rather do exercises that don't require me to go to a gym, as the nearest one is pretty far, and my body also builds muscle super easily, so I'm wary of lifting for fear of bulking up.

I eat relatively well (usually with a tiny deficit), so I don't really think diet's an issue.

tl;dr - suggest a regimen that builds lean muscle without requiring a gym because i don't know shit about this shit

1. tone is a bad word to use here. never say it again
2. you look fine minus your arms.
3. spot reduction is impossible, so don't even ask.
