So /fit/, I have a question, but first some explanation. This morning I woke up, felt tired and unhappy, rode my bike to work, and suddenly felt happy and awake despite being depressed about my destination. I got home, felt like shit, got nothing done, and decided to go out for some late night riding. Now I'm back home after an hour in the quiet streets of the city, and I feel back to normal, awake, and ready to work. Is this normal? Why am I only tired before I do physical activity?

Cardio releases endorphins, which are basically feel good happy happy, joy joy chemicals made of pure awesome.

tl;dr Exercise makes you feel good.
