Fix'd.
Before starting to exercise (jogging/biking/cardio) I weighed approximately 191 - 198lbs, this was when I was only 15, probably obese? Fairly short. But over the last year I have lost 42lbs and now weigh 151 - 158kgs consistently. I have also grown more than 2 feet and have put on a fair bit of muscle. So now that I'm at a fair weight/height category 5'10" I want to start bulking up. I have naturally very big shoulders and neck muscles but need advice on what exercises and weight workouts to start doing to work on chest/pecs/abs etc. I have large leg muscles.from playing tennis for over 6 years. What advice can /fit/ give me?
