Hey /fit
I have a serious problem, I do 100 push-ups, 200 "stomach muscles exercises" (I don't know the correct word),
and some other exercises with weights for my arms, every day for 40 days. So my muscles are strong and hard, but badmotherfuckbitch they are fucking flat !!
Seriously I don't understand why !
I don't have tools except some weight, and in fact I really want to develop the red parts circle in the picture. My stomach muscles look like more like the woman muscles than the man.
I am 19, 141 pounds, 1m77
Any tips ?

your muslces may be very nice, but under a layer of fat you will not see them no matter what.

start doing about 30 mins of cardio before you do your push ups and all that

no, your muscles are fucking small. 100 pushups isn't the same as a 250lb benchpress. start lifting weights, doing weighted crunches. the guy in that pic is 20lbs heavier than you and more ripped

i also just reread that you weigh 141? man youre not going to have much muscle weighing as much as a female.

part of building mucle is eating LOTS. seriously eat 6-7 meals a day of healthy stuff. you need to be eating alot of protein ect to build muscle.

if you are serious about bulking up you need to be consuming alot more calories, and you wont be gaining any muslce weighing 141.

Just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so you SHOULD be gaining weight while muscle building.

A good mix of healthy proper eating + running/jogging will yeild a low body fat % and nice looking muscles.

Ignore all these miseducated fools. You need WEIGHT + FOOD to grow muscle MASS.

Doing 100s of reps is fine for stamina but keeps your muscles small.
