18 here /fit/.in the school holidays I lost about 5 kilos, ( 12 lbs ) from walking to the city and back every day. Now school has started again I'm not going to get that 45 minutes - 1hour of walking every day.How do I stop myself from putting the weight back on? I'm quite happy with the new slim me.
