Need to bulk more. Need suggestions AnonC
I've been working out for a long time. Just recently I've been gaining more muscle weight. I'm trying to get to a very very bulk stage.

Currently. I'm 5'7. 165lbs. I wen't from 140lbs. I'm a long distance runner. I just had my last long distance race (half marathon)

That means I won't be running 50-55 miles per week.

As of this moment I go to the gym only twice a week for 2hr 30 mins every time.

My workouts vary. I do the 5 mainlifts and focus on those (Squat,Clean,Snatch,Deadlift,Bench) I focus on the other secondary exercises with them.

What else should I be doing? My diet is good.

Most people have no idea wtf it is. I've had this tattoo for about 4 years now. Literally everyday that I'm out with buddys or whatever I get asked ATLEAST 3 times what my tattoo is from or means.

People mistake it for arabic or some other language. All kinds of people come up to me and ask. It's pretty cool. It's even cooler when I tell them it's from LOTR. The most of the time, people think it's awesome. Sometimes I'll get someone that looks at me weird though.

welp, obviously if you eat the same, you should see some weight gain simply from not as much aerobics.

don't worry so much about # of workouts and how much time you spend. gauge it against your progress versus where you what to be. don't worry what other people think. if you're happy, go for it.

my best strength gains came from a workout plan where i went 3 days a week and spent no more 60-90 minutes. within a few months, i had significantly higher 1 RM in all key lifts.

My legs are really huge from running. I've been running since I was 16. Almost 23 now. I have the dwarf thing going on for me.
