/fit/ sorry for all the questions, but I need some diet advice I'm trying to eat 4 or 5 meals a day, here it is atm:breakfast: 1 cup oatz, banana, 2 cups milk + 1 scoop wheyafter workout: 2 cup milk + 2 scoop wheylunch: Turkey or ham sandwich, banana, waterNow I need something for dinner 1 and dinner 2 to eat. Should I just go for oatz + other fruit for one and another sandwich for the other? Anything else besides doubling up on sandwiches that compares to the ease of making lunch? Do I need to space out my protein between my meals better (probly would cut the whey out of breakfast)?Answers to any of these is much appreciated.
>>377754you don't need to space out your protein. if anything, also add steel cut oats to your pwo shake. eat more veggies, almonds, and other nuts.
how do you guys prepare your oats, and what kind do you eat? i usually get steel cut
>>377808I usually just get hyvee brand instant.
>>377808i eat steel cut. i just boil em for 10-15 minutes.
I think thats basically good, but for your PWO shake you shouldn't add milk, it slows down the absorbtion, just take some whey isolate with water and perhaps some high GI carbs.
