You have to break it up into sets brah. Fuck clicking for 10 hours a day. That's for endurance and endurance clickers have tiny forearms. Find a really dirty mouse that had juice spilled on it and shit so it's all sticky and hard to click. Click for 3 to 5 reps for 4 sets. After that you will need a protein shake with like 15 raw eggs and about 6 tablespoons of peanut butter and some whole milk. After that you will need to take a 13 hour nap for recovery. This will strengthen your tendons and make you a faster, more powerful clicker.
