So I just walked for an hour. Is this good, y/n? I'm 245, 6'1.

Pace yourself brah.

Yeah. Walking is an easy way to lose weight, but it's time consuming. Walking 5 miles will burn the same amount of calories as running 5 miles, but it's obviously going to take a lot longer.

If you want to lose bodyfat faster, start on a strength training program.

Cardio's important for everyone though, especially for fatties.

8/10 troll, well done. You threw in some facts that were true to make it seem like you were serious. Good job.

It's like saying driving 5 miles is the same as running 5 miles. It's not the same. Running gets your body heat up faster and keeps your body heat up longer...Thus, you consume more calories.

Burn...not consume.

Uh, idiot.

Running five miles = 35 minutes @ 7 minute/mile pace.

Walking five miles = 2 hours @ 2.5 mph pace.

You're going to burn calories at a higher rate when you're running, but it also takes you a lot less time to run 5 miles than it does to walk 5 miles.

tl;dr you're a fucking retard.
