hello /fit/ I'm 20 years old, female and I'm at a healthy weight, not overweight by any means (in before any fat jokes involving sweat) but I would like to lose some extra pounds/get toned whatever. My only concern is I retain crazy amounts of water (edema - my feet bloat, hands, legs) and I sweat a lot - so much that my hair appears to be greasy most of the time (I can shower in the morning, and by noon it looks like I never washed it), also when I'm running on the treadmill my shoes get soaked because my feet sweat so much, and I can't wear any high-heeled shoes because they'll slip off from the sweat - aside from that, my armpits, back, neck etc barely even gets damp. Just my head/hair and feet. Any suggestions?

sorry anon, sounds like that blows.

One, thought, which does sound rather unhealthy, but if you ever NEEDED to not sweat for a special occasion, you could try to apply antiperspirant to the desired area...
