Dear /fit/,

What would be the best way to get rid of my abdominal fat, train the muscles and (as the goal) get my sixpack to show? Also what has the highest priority and how to live up to that? I'm at 12,9% fat now.

You can't target areas of fat. Lower your total body fat and eventually the six pack will show up.
