G'day /fit/.I've been steadily losing weight for 2 months now (lost about 25 pounds) and although its not as fast as it could be, im happy. Well today I had a bit of a lapse, and ate about 1000 calories more than I should have, its been my first "cheat day" since I began, so I dont fear that im fucking my progress, but Im worried this may lead to further breaking of my will, anything I can do to stop it progressing?
Don't do it again.
>>119310that's the one.
Every fuckup you do elongates the time it takes until you reach your goal.Fuckups = more dieting, more tough cardio etc.
>>119310Hmmm, I never looked at it that way.
>>119312I actually DIDNT consider this. That makes me sad. T.T
Learn2cheatday. You get one cheat day a week, but a binge is still a binge.
1000 calories?! Fuck, that's more than half a day's worth- what'd you do, eat two chocolate bars? Down a bag of chips?Learn to portion control, and limit your cheats to 200 calories once every week at most.
this is /fit/... if you are scared about 1000 calories you are doinitwrong.
waaat? 200 calorie cheats a week? What the FUCK IS THIS?! Anorexics anonymous? If you've been cutting for that long without a surplus of calories a day a week, then you metabolism is more than likely fucked. An all out binge might even be beneficial in your current state. Although I wouldn't recommend that. I suggest you give yourself a cheat meal a week. Where you what whatever you want to the point where you feel full. Just don't binge as that would be counter productive in the long run.
