dear /fit/,

is it really as simple as caloric intake < caloric burning = weight loss? or are there other factors involved?

my plan it to cut around 1200 calories out of my diet per day, that way i'll lose 1 lb every 3 days, 10 lbs per month.

is this a good idea? y/n

yeah, holy shit, it really is that simple.

don't loose too much weight at once. try to eat 500 calories less than you burn every day.

Do you think faggots back in the day did all sorts of complex calculations and shit to get bulk / lose weight?

Eat less if your fat as fuck, and be active. end of story.

yeah pretty much OP... I'm doing the same thing and I'm losing about 3-4 pounds a week.

google starvation mode.

rule of thumb. don't eat less. eat healthier.
make sure your body gets the right kinds of foods, and the right nutrients. 1000 calories from a donut vs. 1000 calories from as caeser salad are diff. things.

second, create the calorie deficit from burning more calories i.e. exercise.

don't starve yourself, workout more.
