Sup /fit/So, I've recently started working out, lifting weights and jogging. Recently, whenever I jog, even for very short time (like, 20 seconds of jogging) my ankles start to hurt like a motherfucker. Anyone know what the problem might be? I haven't really fell or twisted my ankles in any way, only real strain has been running.I'm gonna be going for some x-rays next week, but if any of you know what the problem might be, it'd be appreciated.
You need shoes with better support.
Your ankles lack flexibility. Look up ankle mobility exercises and do them daily/before your runs.
