Make a schedule, this was mine for losing weight and such:
MORNING: 3 sets of 12 push-ups 3 sets of 12 sit-ups
AFTERNOON: 3 sets of 12 push-ups 3 sets of 12 sit-ups Run 1-1.5 miles Total Bodyworks machine
NIGHT: 3 sets of 12 push-ups 3 sets of 12 sit-ups
Simple enough. For the push-ups in the morning do wide armed, afternoon regular, at night triangle (hands are close together).
