Quickest way to shed pounds in my situation, /fit/?
I'm a 35 in waist, but my weight isn't really that noticeable (aside from a little man-boobage) due to me being somewhat tall. My goal is to be down somewhere 30-32 by christmas.
I got a gym membership 2 weeks ago, but its used up now. My workout plan then was 200-250cal on treadmill, toss around 9kg medicine ball for 10-15 min., 5min on ski machine (high resistance), and then an additional 1k on the treadmill, but going at 8.5km/h to top it all off. I've only lost about 5 pounds. And I have began to change my eating habits, too.
What am I doing wrong?

It's not how many calories the treadmill claims you have burned, nor is it how far the treadmill claims you've walked.

It's how long and how hard, my friend. An hour of cardio twice a week, a half hour three times a week. And pound yourself against that machine. Puke once or twice.
