/fit/, I can easily avoid fast food, soda, candy, etc...But, fucking donuts, man. What do I do?
>>32272
switch to bagels?
>>32279It's... not the same...
>>32280Make peanut butter and jam sandwiches and cut holes in the middle?
If you can cut all the other bad stuff out having a donut every once 'n awhile won't kill you. The advice given really depends on how much willpower you have to avoid over-indulging. You could try only eating part of one to satisfy the craving without doing too much damage to your meal planning.
What about eating a donut and cutting a meal? I can easily do that.
>>32289Thing to remember is...donuts are pretty much empty fat and calories. When you replace a meal with a donut you're not only replacing the energy intake, but also losing out on the chance to take in vitamins/minerals/other good stuff.
Learn some more self-control.
>>32276This thread should have ended right about here.Seriously, there's like 5 of these threads a day, and the answer is always the same."STOP BUYING IT."
I know.Set them on fire. setting things on fire especially fatty food is far more exiting than actually eating the food.

>>32360Learn to resist. Don't go in the kitchen unless absolutely necessary to avoid temptation. Stay long enough only make what you plan to eat and then gtfo.
>>32389it makes so much sense.if i ever enter the kitchen i MUST leave with food.usually its a banana or something, but I have like 3-5 accidental kitchen run ins a day.
Hire me to be your nutritionist.Whenever you eat a donut, I gouge out an eye.You stop eating donuts rather quickly.
>>32393What do you start gouging once he's out of eyes?
>>32414I could probably gouge his nose out too. Eliminating sources of sensory input, so first vision, then smell, then hearing, then taste, then touch.I can't imagine the pain of being skinned alive, though.
>>32416Don't forget the sixth sense! But leave it for last, so that then his only sense is GHOST.
>>32272make your own in hot oil and let them drain... if the oil's hot enough, they won't absorb much when they're frying.Look for the donut episode of Good Eats. (Alton Brown's so sexy.)
>>32416i hate you so bad
I think all you guys missed the fact that the cop that is keeping an eye on 4chan forgot what he was doing and asked a question
