/fit/ I am going on vacation for the next two weeks and need some workouts to do in northern wisconsin....so far I have

walking/running
resistance bands
swimming laps, working kicking and pulling muscles
sit ups and all that junk
and finally rowing a boat around the lake, does this seem like enough? how good of a workout can i get rowing the boat?

It depends what kind of boat it is. I'm guessing it's not a racing scull. That said, you can get a very good workout depending on how hard and long you go at it for.

You should be a real man and do some Rocky training. Chopping wood and running up mountains. Extra points if you build a cabin, live there 'til winter, then beat up a tall Russian guy afterwards.
