so /fit/, I have a bad knee and it's disabling me from running for a long period of time.I need to do a lot of cardio but I don't know of any other good cardio exercises I can do other than my old HIIT that I was doing with sprints and running.Anyone know of some good cardio that someone with a bad knee can do?I have a heavy bag in my gym, so I guess I could slam on that for a while on the days I'm not lifting.pic not related. and yes, 'tis a knee nipple
