i'm have a bit more fat than you from my bulking cycle, though i was tiny so i'm about the same size now, just a bit more fat
I hit the gym 5 days a week, lift for 45-1hour (depending on teh workout, legs usually take an hour) and then 30 minutes of cardio 4 of those days.
you can probably drop a day of cardio from what i'm doing and be fine.
