okay so ive been on a diet for 4 months now and have went from 290 to 265 and im aiming for 200 (im 6''4) and although my pants are fitting better and stuff of that short my thigh fat and middle section dont seem to be getting better, is it really true that those sections are the very last to lose weight? cause i fucking hate looking at my gut everyday, anybody know if its true or better yet has anyone lost a fuckton of weight and noticed that the stomach/thigh regions were the last places where the fat came off?
