Hey, /fit/.I've been running 4-5 miles a day recently, and that's in addition to the hour-long tennis aerobic workouts I do each weekday. I have developed 2 (painfully) sore spots on the inside of my legs, at the same spot on each leg (a little below the calf, on the inside of my legs). It's painful just to walk, and touching either of the spots is excruciatingly painful. I'm flightly flat-footed, could that be the cause? Or does /fit/ think it's something else?
sports tape, skin lotion.
Too much cardio.
If you're flat-footed, maybe you should see the doctor... Dr.-Fucking-Scholls! Zing!
baby powder before workouts. infact.. for awhile I'd baby powder any time you put any piece of clothing over that area.
