Hey /fit/, recently I was given a multi-station gym by a relative who no longer uses it. I intend to use this as my only source of exercise. (Joining a gym or purchasing free weights are not viable options for me)After doing several searches I have been unable to find any information pertaining to exercises that I can perform. I am a complete newbie at this and whilst some exercises I can perform with it for specific muscle groups are obvious I am sure there are others I am missing. It has a pec deck, leg extension thing as well as the ability to attach a bar to the bottom (presumable for bicep curls), a dip station and a stair climber. What I would like is a list of various exercises for each muscle group that I can perform with it . Any help is appreciated.
hard to say without knowing cable placement etc. why not find the website for it and check, they'd more then likely list the exercises possible
It is very similar to this. There are only very slightly differences and the pulleys are all basically in the same position.
After searching further I can't seem to find anything of use online. A point in the right direction is all I need, I don't mind having to buy a book if it's the only way to get a decent guide.

Simply push the pulleys and cables in the directions they'll go, and repeat.Seriously, sell it and get a secondhand barbell and a weight set. Isolation on that level will do you no good.
purchase some free weights you fucking retard. They are infinitely more useful then any fancy piece of shit pulley machine. It's probably old and jump with horrible ergonomics.
>>41638meant junk not jump.
Get on the manufacturers website and look for exercise guides. Mine had a PDF downloadable that was an 11x17 printout of all the exercises available for my Precor Zuma multi-gym.Very useful!
