OP here, I've started doing all that shit in venuto's book, about eating more protein and less carbs. I've been doing lifting now for about a week, I guess I should start doing cardio on my off days. The thing that pisses me off is I don't get fat around my legs, arms or chest. Its all centered on my stomach and ass. Which is huge btw

Do you have a gym membership? Most gyms will do a Body Fat Analysis. There are numerous ways to take the test, but the most common is the "pinch" tests. They usually take 3 or 5 locations around your body and measure the pinched area.

I think most General Practitioner doctors can do the same during a physical.
