Hey /fit/. I want a healthier lifestyle, such as eating better breads. Basically, I don't want to eat white flour... But, is this possible? Other than a few simple types of bread (square bread, english muffins, etc.), bread made of whole grains and non processed flour and wheat aren't available. This applies to stuff like in bakeries, like baguettes and stuff. So, what do I do? I love this stuff too much to let it go...

Eventually, your body will let it go once your start eating healthy.

You don't have to get it up. You can have a cheat day every week if you want. But it's better to just not eat bread often.

No guys, I'm nearly done with losing fat. I'm about 10 lb away, where I will start maintaining and stuff. Of course, I want to maintain in a healthy manner, and eat the way I should have been all my life. I've given up a lot, but I dunno if I can just deny old classics.
