I don't have a camera with me so I can't take any current pictures this week. But, for starters, here is my before and after. I've lost just over 100lbs. From 258 down to 155. I plateaued for a while, slowly went up to 173 and lost it again. My goal now is to finally see what my body is made of, losing the bit of fat in my stomach region that I have left, reducing body fat. On average, I lost 10 lbs per month, and this was still true when I beat my plateau during February.
