I'm at work all day and I really don't have the time to make enough lunch for myself while bulking. So anyway at the place I buy my lunch the only clean bulky foods are cottage cheese and unsalted peanuts.

so, If I fill up my daily calories with those + OATZ and one meal a day with meat in it, is that awwwright?
