I was thinking more on the lines of: Should I specifically practice clapping pushups, or just do regular pushups for now, or both? Should I do pushups till exhaustion or do a specific amount. Should I consistently increase that amount? How much rest should I get between working out? How much rest should I have before the competition? Should I eat much beforehand? Should I try other exercises, free weights, etc?
