/fit/, I need a new pair of sneakers to run in. I've run like 500+ miles in my current pair, they practically have no soles left and the insides are starting to rip and fall apart.Recommendations for something I could get at a normal footwear store?

OP, make sure you are getting a running SPECIFIC shoe, and are properly fitted according to your level of pronation.

Wearing older shoes (which traditional wisdom says you should have replaced) is correlated with less injury. The cheaper shoes are correlated with less injury.(they controlled for factors like total distance per week, experience etc. before that's offered as an explanation)
