So /fit/,i recently lost a lot of weight very quickly.
I'm 5'11 157 lbs i started at 198 lbs. Anyways, i have lost alot of weight but i dont think i ave lost much fat. I mean i went from a size large to either small or era small, but i still hae a considerable amount of fat just around my stomach, and only my stomach. Do you think i could of prevented this by losing wieght slower? And is there anyway to get rid of it? thanks.

Low calorie diets cause your body to lose muscle and retain fat. Well, you'll still lose fat, but you'll a shit ton more muscle.

Too put it bluntly, you lost weight like a faggot and that's why you maintained a belly.

Obligatory /fit/ pasta:

If you can't get access to real weights: http://trainforstrength.com/workout1.shtml

If you can get access to real weights (aka. a barbell with a bench and a squat rack): http://forum.dutchbodybuilding.com/f141/mark-rippetoes-starting-strength-routine-63770/

For cardiovascular health, google HIIT. If you think you can handle it, look up Tabata intervals too. This will place your physical endurance for above the general populace's and wreck fat like nothing else.

Alternate between lifting and cardio, doing one every other day, and the other on the other days, with a day of rest. This mean three days a week you lift and three days a week you do cardio.

You need to put on more muscle. That'll lower your body fat ratio. Plus the HIIT will aid you in ridding yourself of lingering fattiness.
