Hey /fit/, first time here.

How the hell can I get fit/thin? I'm 174cm tall, 90kg, and tired to hell of my legs rubbing together etc.

I want to loose enough weight to at least have my legs stop rubbing together and not have man-tits.

Can jogging/running/powerwalking/riding a bike get me fit if I were to do it every night except Friday (gunshots outside every fri night) and eat a good diet (what would you guys recommend?)

Stand outside on a Friday night and you won't have to bother with losing weight.

Srsly, will I actually loose a decent amont of weight from jogging or something like that? (Tired of the bullshit "do this exercise for 10 years and loose 10kg!).

first off get your diet right...start light cardio to get a base down first
>> Anonymous
stop eating buckets of lard
eat salads, fruit, eggs
drink only water
exercise every single motherfucking day, sweat and get your heart beating fast for 1 hour, no stopping

How long will it take me to loose at least 10-20kg/enough to make me at least decently thin again?

That's the wrong kind of mentality. This is a marathon, not a sprint. You're establishing a pattern that you should be maintaining for most of the rest of your life, not trying to cram in as much exercise as you can so you'll be the biggest, strongest racist on the beach come next summer.

Naturally, I've been thin most of my life (genetics?) Never had problems but when I moved into a shit house in QLD, mom stopped cooking and my cooking sucked shit, so I got really fat on those instant-meals and instant-macaronis etc.

You are what you eat.
Stop eating all that shit.

Already have. I live off apples and veggies now since I moved down to NSW and the shops is actually within range instead of just Mcdonalds.

add some eggs, meat, oatmeal, whey, tuna, eat "natural" foods
go to the gym and start lifting, focus on form with small weights. go do some cardio but start with walking,
gather knowledge and work your way up on both areas.
Listen to your body, take a day off when you need it.
after some time youll most likely get hooked on exerciseing, after that its easy.
