Start small, get grilled chicken instead of burgers and fries. Also, ask for no mayo and cheese as that adds lots of calories and adds about 0 taste.

My big problem is that I tend to eat it during lunch at work. I live fairly far away, so making something at home is out of the question. I also like having hot, fresh food, so I'm having a hard time motivating myself to bring bagged lunches to work.

No one can change you but you. It doesn't take fancy ideas or plans, it takes some realization that you and everyone around you hates the way you are. You could start the next day, without even really having to try to.

I make 4 lunches on Sunday. On Friday I eat at some place like subway. I lose weight. I dont make excuses.

Fuck yourself instead of wasting your time, because you're basically saying "I wont to be thin without change." Won't happen.

eat breakfast
eat a wendy's spicy chicken sandwich, contains about 480 calories
eat fruit and vegetables at dinner

you should be in the clear calories wise. and like i said before, only do this once a month at the most.

I didn't want a burger until I saw those images. The only way I can lose weight is by totally denying myself from unhealthy stuff. I'll go have a burger or whatever when I've reached my target weight (after which I'll only focus on sustaining it).

If you MUST have a burger as a way to treat yourself, just get a small one. Look up nutrition guides to see what you're getting from each burger.

I have amazing willpower, but when my will is to do something I shouldn't, it doesn't help with that. Change your wants, or else it will be a constant battle.

Alternatively, be able to consistently and constantly win said battle every time it arises.

Although hypnotism might work, what works for me is thinking of how unhealthy it is, or other negative things about it, and then it isn't quite as appealing.

If something is bad for you, it should be easy to find a good, solid, honest reason why you shouldn't do it. Use that to understand why it's less appealing - rather than why you can't "allow yourself" to "indulge."

Make your own burgers.
Use whole wheat buns and fresh tomatoes and greens of some sort and low fat mayo.

I have a pack of vegiburgers that take two seconds to zap in the microwave and taste like regular burgers.

Just remins yourself, when you eat something bad for you, that all of that shit, whether its excess sugar, or saturated fats, or excess salt, MSG, fucking whatever - its all going in your bloodstream. Would you inject yourself with a liquidised Big Mac?
