Dilema Anonymous
I have 2 options /fit/, continue working in a lumber yard with a bunch of no class asshole rednecks for 11 hours a day 4 days a week, major grind and it's depressing as hell, pay's alright thought. but my deltoids and biceps are constantly sore without any rest days thus I've noticed significant shrinkage, but my dignity's in check.

My other option is to work as a waiter at a bar 'n grill with my buddies for 14$ an hour, 40 hours a week and have my muscle unmolested in rest days between workouts. My old man was disgusted with this idea and insisted I keep my old job.

So what should I do /fit/? keep my old shitty job and fuck my mussels some more or the ladder and lose my oldman's respect but keep my mussels in check?

Work as a waiter. You'll deal with decent people you wont see day after day and not have to deal with the same assholes on a daily basis. Also if you work with a few friends that's a guaranteed good time at work everyday and you won't be as exhausted at the end of the day. Who cares how big your muscles are if you're working at a lumber yard with a bunch of dudes when you can be hitting on ladies while taking their order AMIRITE?

notice i really sisn't give a shit about eaitng that clean or eating vegetables. you do hard labour every day and then go home and lift heavy ass weights 3-4 times week, getting fat is pretty hard to do

its been 4 months since i started my job lifting all day, and im on the verge of 200lbs, can still see my abs, bench 265lbs, squat 385, and deadlift 455.

trust me, as long as its not super heavy lifting, a physical job actually helps you heal faster.
