i have babyfat on my cheeks which makes me look bloated and im looking to get rid of.unfortunately im also bulking from 140lbs to 160lbs at 5'8, and im doing low rep high weight to maximize growth.will doing cardio lessen my gains?or should i bulk first before worrying about fat removal?how long should it take to get clean 20lbs?ive only been going to the gym for 5months.pic not related
Bulk first, then cut.You're going to do some cardio either way, because you need to warm up before hitting the weights.

you're asking about spot reduction, which is a myth. You cannot control where your body loses fat, and every one is different. Diet, eat right, move. do something to make your body burn fat.
