/fit/ I'm suffering from one of the worst colds I've ever had. At the moment I'm drinking hot honey and lemon drinks. What else does /fit/ recommend I do to get over this cold faster?

Do some at least an hour of Cardio at night or in colder weather. The fact is, your body temperature is around 97 degrees fahrenheit. Going out in colder weather and warming it up so that your body can adapt without any damage. I assume you've heard about how vaccinations work? Well, its pretty much the same thing as this, let your body get used to the weather, you'll feel better within hours.
