I have a question, /fit/.

Here I have a box of dietary supplements. They were in my pantry, so I have to assume they were my mother when she was in the holyshitI'mnotmuscular stage for a year. Crazy dieting and weightlifting and whatnot. Anyway.

I've recently come to realize that if I don't start getting off my ass, I will become a fat turd. It has already begun slightly in my hips, buttock and gut. DO NOT WANT. So I run 4 miles every day, do 3x30 situps, 2x20 pushups (I'm a weakling, so sue me) and various weight lifts every other day.

I'm wondering if taking any of these will help me, but I'm not sure if they're roids or just really 'dietary supplements'. Here is what I found:

L2 Extreme - Diaretic formula, weight loss aid
NOW CLA - Reduces fat, increases lean muscle mass
Censor (omega 3 6 9 blend) - basically another fat loss aid
Micronized glutamine 1000
Myoplex Lite
Quick Loss drink - Increases metabolic rate, ephedra free
Essential Natural - 100% protein shake with whey isolate and micellar casein

drink the myoplex and that other protein shit right after you lift. as for the others, not my area of expertise.
