>>11564 So far, I've been running for about 1 hour a day, today at 5mph at a 4 degree incline (roughly 600 calories burned total), I'm trying my hardest on finding a weight lifting routine that fits my needs but so far I can't figure it out without trial and error (read: looking like a fool).
My diet... pretty much whatever I can scrounge up right now, not including fast food or soda drinks. So far its mostly been consistant of eggs/grilled chicken on wheat, plenty of water and fruits/veggies, and saltine crackers to snack on at work during lunch.
