I need to do some exercising for a prospective employer. The job is going to entail things like carrying heavy equipment around, climbing, etc. I'm definitely going to start a cardio routine, but I have a couple of questions about my weight training.

I can lift a lot of weight. Since this job will have me moving heavy equipment around, I need to work more on endurance than strength, right?

Also, about the climbing: short of rope climbing (which I don't have access to), would pull-ups and other similar exercises be my best bet?
