>>403266 dunno about your sittuation, but one time when i had some sort of super flu and was hospitalized and i've been given antibiotics shot 5 times a day for a week, sinse i fucked up my throat by some shitty medicine and thus making infection really hard to fight, i was sick for like a month, so my doctor was giving me advices how to speed up recovery, when i asked her about workouts she said that its not only ok to workout but its the harder the better, the only time you should ease of any excersices is on the first 2 days when you become sick, i totaly forgot why, but it has something to do with all the shit running thru your body, and thus giving extreme stress on internal organs and especially heart.
