If you are fat you're always too fat.
If you're a lifting enthusiast, 160+ for that height isn't abnormal at all. Even if you aren't, your BMI stands at 25.5, just barely into the "overweight" category.
I have never been obese...I was really slim when I was a child, now I am kinda buff, but still trying to get a flat stomach...it's really difficult..my arms keep getting bigger but the stomach is really hard to make it flat.
Flat stomachs and abs come from low body fat.
