hey /fit/,

i'm having a problem. for some reason, i've been having these, like, out of body feelings. like my body is here and my mind is somewhere else, and it's scaring me so bad. it's happened to me before, like, every time i smoke weed, but today it started up and i'm having a hard time not panicking. anyone know what this is? i'm feeling really nervous, too, if that matters any

thanks so much

Taking drugs can set up off a predisposition for schizophrenia. Talk to your family about it and keep them informed on the details, that way if you go loony they will be able to repeat things to the doctor correctly.

So do depersonalization symptoms describe you?
>> Anonymous
yea, the depersonalization symptoms sounded right. just can't figure out the cause. it said that sleep deprivation could cause it, is that longterm or could it trigger it because i got like 4-5hours of sleep last night?

schizophrenia = paranoid delusions, disorganized thought and thinking, hallucinations? i don't have any of that shit, i feel normal as fuck, i just feel out of it

Oh no wonder you feel that way. Fuck. I go without sleep a lot it really makes you feel crazy. You can't think straight, your personality is a little tweaked, you go through mania and a low during the day. If you can get normal sleeping hours every night all that goes away forever.
