5x5 or 3x 8-10?

I'm 6'2, 160lbs, skinny fucker. Working out at home with bench, barbell.

3x10 = muscle mass

If you're a beginner, 5x5 is better in the long run. Wanna get in shape for summer? 3x10 would give better results.
