Fitness shit Anonymous
I put myself on a diet. I am 220 lbs and 5'11 currently. I do a set of 20 situps when I get up and 20 before I go to bed. I also have cut down what I eat.
Example of cutting down:
I used to get the XL wet burrito at my favorite local place at eat the whole fucking thing in one sitting but now I get the normal size and eat half and am satisfied.
Can I expect to lose weight and how long and how much?

What does /fit/ recomend so that I can go down to 170 in say.....6 monthes? Running is limited with me because Im an asthmatic (sp?) fag.

You can injure yourself with situps. Change to bicycle crunches if you want to work out your ab muscles. If you can't do those then do workout ball crunches (sit on the workout ball and crunch), or planks.
