Hey /fit/,

I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice on how to achieve well shaped legs? My body is in decent shape but my legs are rather skinny. I've recently started cycling and jogging a lot more but I was wondering if there was any other exercises I could do to give them more shape.

Everyone will say yes but they don't do all that much really, you should definitely add some calf stuff to your routine

Depends on how you do them. Most of the time, no. If you want banging legs, add some other stuff.
