Hi /fit/, I'm a fat guy and I've decided to try HIIT. I'm 23 years old, about 6 foot, I weigh 240 and I've decided enough is enough.I'm down from a bout 250 from just fixing my diet up, no more fast food, water instead of anything else, that sorta thing, but results are kinda curbing so I figure It's time to give a boost.I'm going to do HIIT by running, is there anything I should know before I get started? I'm thinking my intervals will be pretty limp to begin with, but what can you do, I'm unfit.
You should get your body used to running before you worry about intervals.
