it sounds really useless, but write your goals on a piece of paper and read the piece of paper every chance you can.
The sad thing is, when you plateau, your motivation plateau's as well. Results = Motivation, and if the results slow down, the motivation does too. Maybe switch up your routine a bit. As for the woman, I can't really suggest anything with that except using that RAAAGE as fuel. Remember that eating right is important, so don't cave and eat the shit in your cabinets
