TBH don't. Any diet that relies on something super-specialized like juice or cabbage is almost certainly a scam. A juice diet will fuck your performance STUPID in the gym.
If you're a going to cut something carbs are in many ways the logical choice and there are plenty of good low-carb diets out there that have decent results without being completely crazy. Done right you can get enough protien, fat and the occasional carbs to perform well and cut body fat at the same time. I'd have a look at South Beach, Timed carb diets and the like.
