Train 3-4 times a week, don't do excessive splits\isolation movements, stick to big fucking compounds, squats, deadlifts, military, dips, chinups, rows, benchpress, clean, snatch are all you need to make an effective workout program, throw in directed forearm flexor\extensor work and some curls (because despite how awesome manly physiques are, chicks don't always appreciate it without mandatory biceps) eat, fucking eat some more and then keep eating.
Get 9-10 hours sleep a night, sounds like alot, but it's worth it.
