hey /fit/

I have been thinking about my chest's condition, which you can see in the picture. Do you consider this normal? Is it just caused by uneven training and can perhaps be fixed? It doesn't bother me very much, but it would be nice to get my chest muscles even, though.

Unfortunately it's not uncommon to have 1-2 unsymmetrical body parts. For me it's the right shoulder vs. the left one. Google up asymmetry this is a hotly debated topic and you're going to get a million opinions.

Anyway, I feel guilty for tainting your thread with immature dickery. So I'm going to attempt to give you an answer. It's natural for bodyparts to be asymmatrical. However, if you favour or have a noticably stronger side, then it could be the result of uneven training.

If not, then I wouldn't try to compensate for it by training one differently. It would appear that your chest still has alot of room to grow, and the difference will likely be much less noticable when both have filled out.
