Weaklings assemble here! Anonymous
Hi, i wonder if i am the only one.
I am about 1,78m and have a weight about 60kg -> i am not really fat and not really skinny but my build is rather lanky.

Outsiders would consider me being athletic just by the looks, but somehow during my whole schooltime i was top5 of being the worst.

Weaklings (not only by looks) report in here!
>> Anonymous
"Ii am not really fat"

no shit when you weigh 60 kg at 178 cm
>> Anonymous
I've been fat my whole life, and still am.

However my condition and guts have always been above avarage. During my schooltime I was top 5 of being the best. I wasn't as agile as the others, I couldn't climb ropes and do summersaults, but every activity I where there to the end, trying as hard as everyone else. (Well not EVERYONE else, there were 2 more fatties besides me, but they where always warmning the benches, which I though then, and still think is very pathetic.)

I've been fat my whole life, and still am. But I'm trying to shape up. =)

And I forgot to mention that I am 1,85m and (was 137kg) today I'm @ 114 kg.

OP here.
It annonyed the hell out of me, when even in running and other athlethic disciplines some "fatties" was par with me.
( I think i run the 100m in about 14secs.)
Today i think i am even worse, though i haven't changed my shape from the outer-looks.

Though nobody mocked about me, it fucking sucked.
>> Anonymous
Looks are so deceiving.
And i also got flat feet -> low balance etc.
>> Anonymous
I did 10 (my maximum) push-ups and now my muscles are hurting likke hell.

>>125620ehh 14 seconds isn't bad is it?

about 14seconds -> 14sec. - 15secs.

well i was top3 of the worst.

i don't know if this is bad or not....

damn, perhaps i should go to lab to check my muscle structure

You surely wanted to say 50meters.

I'm 24yo, 1.72 and had a weight of about 54kg till last year. I began training and work up 6 months ago and I'm just under 60kg today. Sports wise I consider myself a little above the average (I run 10kms in 48mns in my good days, nothing spectacular though).

I just do some push-ups (kinda stuck at 45 for the moment), sit-ups and pull-ups every day, some footing 2 times a week, kinda basic stuff.

I'm sorry Gentlemen, but can you please use God's measurements, Standard?

Your use of Moon-Measurements infuriates him.

Weakling reporting in. I'm 23yo, 1,78m less than 55kg. Can't do 10 pushups.

have you tried to do more?

start exercising and eating and you won't be a pussy anymore

you can lift 3kg for reps but you cant lift 4kg even once?
bullshit
how many times can you lift 3kg?
10?
take 4kg and lift it every second day until you can do as many reps as you did with 3
then take 5kg and repeat the process

Since I'm an oldfag (31 years) I'll tell all of you a little secret.
Once you hit around 30, your body will suddenly start to decay.
Your teeth will start hurting for no reasons, your gums will retreat, your hair falls out.
You do not recover as fast as you did when you were 20.
Your back will ache for days and your knees start making noises like popping corn.
After that there is only one way: going worse.
At 60 you can thank god if you still got all your teeth and still have some muscle.
All that muscle and struggling you do now, it is in vain.
It's only there for a short time in your life and it won't last.

Older adults are not necessarily weak adults. Regular training can lead to a lifetime of strength. This 402lb deadlift by 72 year-old Darrell Gallenberger, was the result of perseverance and good training habits.

Oldfag again:
I'm not trying to discourage you from training.
To the contrary, do sports, the body needs work.
However, don't be too obsessed with looks, you can't be young forever.
In fact, body decay starts at your late 20s.
That's right, enjoy your peak time while you can, the hurting knees will come.
>> Anonymous
>>126199

When I was younger, I used to wonder why people would ever feel so insecure about crap like getting older. But now that I am 22 and really have nothing to show for it, I can totally understand why people fret about getting old.

Fuck...
>> Anonymous
>>126209
For long distance running like Marathon you can still be very competitive past 40, and up to 60. I'm not denying the body change, but it's not quite like "BAWWW I'm 30yo I'm just good for the wheelchair".
>> Anonymous
>>126185
My body decay has already started. (i am about to hit 22)

Self-delusions. Ever wonder why pro-athletes don't go beyond 35? Cause they're old. Really old.
Now if you don't train like a pro you won't be wasted like one, but don't expect to live forever.
Every year after around 30 your body will lose some percent of muscle.
Training is the only thing you can do against it, even so, you'll lose in the end.
>> Anonymous
>>126273
and the sad thing is, that even alltho you are right, you can still be fitter than most people even when you are old

Must be German euros, what with this whole "subhuman" tirade. How's that goose-stepping working out for your calf development, Herr Franz?

Euros are just pissed because pakis and turks fuck all their girls, and they have to jerk into their hands.

Today morning i did 10 sleazy push-ups and now my whole upper body is hurting like hell.

Yes, i am a Super-Weakling!
>> Anonymous
175cm 60kgs. I can bench 50kgs (1x max), squat 65kg(1x max), around 40 pushups, 10 chin-ups/pull-ups.
When I'm training with my friends (who all weigh 10-20kgs more then me) I feel really weak. And until I can bench my own bodyweight and squat 1.5x my bodyweight I'll consider myself weak.
>> Anonymous
>>126562
As what do you consider me then...i can't even bench 30kg.
>> Anonymous
180cm, 60kgs, 19 years old.

Training my ass off to gain at least 10kgs by the time I'm 21. Recently caught the flu though and that put me ought of training for about a week.
>> Anonymous
>>126562
take heart friend, I dont weight much more than and i can lift considerably more than any of my friends can. Didn't take me long to be doing work sets with 60kg and i was doing it when I weighted much less.
i work on the bench now with a little under 90kg and curl with a 22kg dumbbell.

you dont concern yourself with your body looking different, putting weight on or any of that. you simply focus on the strength gains you make each and every week. you work out for you and no one else.

You will hit your goals and you will continue to amaze yourself with what your body is capable of.

Me.
More than one day has passed but my muscles are still aching.
>> Anonymous
>>127651
depending on your routine, that's not surprising, I've had DOMS last for 3 days after a hell week
>> Anonymous
>>127651
If you just started working out that is normal.
Give it two weeks before your body realizes that it will face heavy work in the future.
Suddenly things go a lot easier.
>> Anonymous
>>127670
But should i continue to do further push-ups even if it hurts when i only stretch my arms?

And one more question:
I have got flat feet.
And during my school time it sucked hard to run for lon distance, since my feet would hurt like hell.
I hate flat feet, since also your body balance etc. is inferior.
>> Anonymous
~bump~
>> Anonymous
>>127848
no, pain is a signal to stop.
a little bit of soreness is ok, but pain never.
Rest and let your body regenerate or train other muscles, or do cardio.

On a sidenote: I consider stretching nonsense, but that is debated.

Flat feet, hm, I am not a podiatrist, but I guess that strengthening your feet muscles is a good idea.
Try walking barefoot more often at home, grab things with your toes, etc.

6'4" (192cm) 192lbs (85kg). I'm trying but time isn't on my side.

PROTIP: Always start bulking for the summer, in the winter.

Oh my, a thread made for me. I'd like to think I'm leaving the realm of the weakling by now. I'm 5'9", around 140-150 lbs, and I can clean and press/bench my own bodyweight with relative ease, and I can squat and deadlift a hell of alot more.

Right now I'm aiming to put on as much size as possible. Natural ectomorph type build and I'm eating so damn much from day to day it's not even funny. I'd like to reach 180lbs.
