I have very oily skin. If I don't shower for one day, the next day my hair is a greasy mess, and my face is terribly oily and I just feel dirty. How do I deal with this dilemma?

Don't touch other people's things.

i also have a very oily face and hair.
honestly, there's pretty much no solid cure other than accutane, but there are ways to lessen it.

since i have mild/moderate acne, i was put on retin-a gel, which is the topical form of isotretinoin (accutane). at first it REALLY sucked. I was breaking out like crazy and it dried me up. now i'm pretty much almost cleared up and the oil has gone down by about 40%.

apparently, the longer one stays on this nightmare retin-a (it's soooo drying), the better the skin will look over a long period of time. it's too bad we can't be prescribed good genes.

ALSO: SPF and moisturizing is important on this medication btw. i also use a mattifying moisturizer during the day and blot every hour or so.

Used to have incredibly oily skin and terrible acne, got put on Roaccutane for a good few months and now I have the total opposite.
I constantly have to apply lip-balm and put hand moisturiser on otherwise my lips crack and the skin on my fingers around my nails just peels off.

I'd rather not go on accutane. I don't want to go bald any faster since I'm already showing signs of Male Pattern Baldness.
