Photo is me 3 months ago

In that time I have eaten too many lasagne and got a bit fat. i used to pure box but not competing now so doing weights too, do you think this routine will be too much that i dont make any progress or not ?
Monday - Boxing
Tuesday - Deadlift + back etc weights
wednesday - Boxing -
Thursday - Bench press + chest arms etc
Friday boxing -
Saturday - SQUATZ and other leg stuff
Sunday rest

and HIIT 4 mornings at least

should be ok as im in quite good fitness ?

I plan to do this for about 5 weeks then tone it down for a couple, then step it up again etc .

my goal is to be fit and toned , dont care too much about size, but not skinny

I don't think boxing days would work as rest days
