fuck those past guys the real thing with women is that they genetically have less muscle. You problem is just fat, I suggest you don't go all out and do weight loss. exercise to get toned. Don't take the easy way out and take us some sort of eating disorder, its almost the worst thing you could do to your body. Remember don't just run, if you work out wait 42 -72 hours to work out those muscles again. When you work out you literally damage it and when it is repaired is is bigger. That applies to all voluntary muscle other then your calfs. Remember, nutrition is the real key, (i dont believe in diets, there is just eating healthy). I weigh 145 5'5 and very thin. Thats because i stay toned and i work on an alpaca ranch on week ends, its a real work out. (im the one on the right)
