hi /fit/, need some advice, im a fat pc gamer who wants to change. i weight 145 pounds so my problem is...i noticed i have a fucking super fatASS and a super fat stomach cuz all i do is sit on lazy ass and play computer games BUT i've decided to change. i've changed my diet. i no longer drink soft drinks or eat any junk food. my breakfast now consists of oakmeal everyday. wheat bread + V8 for lunch and i have an usual dinner. rice chicken soup some fried veggies (im asian ) i've been running 4 miles everyday at 6.5 pace (9.13 pace) on the trendmill. im so weak lol i can barely do 20 pushups but i've also started doing pushups and situps
i do about 20 pushups at once before i start huffing and puffing and dying out. i usually do ~60 a day.
i can do about 40 pullups at one time. i do about 80~ a day.
so yeah thats all i've been doing.
running 4 miles a day
~60 pushups
~80 pullups

what else can i do?
is sleep important? cuz i sleep like fuckin shit. i just lay in my bed and cant fall asleep. i sleep about 4-6 hours a day

btw i've been doing this for 2 weeks now...what else can i do to improve?

oh yeah i randomly have very strong drowsyness during the afternoon and end up giving in and taking naps...and then when night comes and its 1-3am i dont feel any drowsyness at all

I can relate. I want to lose fat and put on more muscle mass. I started taking some Wushu classes in uni and found that just by holding fixed stances I was using muscles that don't normally get worked properly in daily desk-work life.

I can't diet to save my life. Chinese family like to FEED their sons.
