How much energy does bicycling burn when compared to jogging? I hate jogging but I wouldn't mind bicycling at all so long as I don't have to devote alot more time to it.

Personally I would only go bicycling because of how theres barely any impact to your knees and joints giving it a lighter load. But all in all Running > Bicycling.

True, running is the best thing, but I run to run, which isn't very fun. I figure I can buy a bike and use that to get to school which is 2.5 miles away. I'll do that every day rather than the 1.2 miles I run every other day.
