I'm thirding the request to post your diet.
If you are, as you say, consuming enough for adequate nutrition, it's probable that you have an underlying disorder which is causing you to be losing nutrition. This would account for the cessation of your menstrual cycle as well as the hair loss.
Are you noticing an increase in the amount of body hair you have? The fine, downy stuff you find on your shoulders and face? Are you experiencing cramping in your hands and feet? Have you noticed any unusual (possibly itchy) red spots on your ankles, calves, feet, hands, or around your groin? Are the whites of your eyes normal colored?
There could be a lot going on here, honestly. You should really consider going to see a doctor.
