OP, if you're just trying to bulk up, genetics won't really matter. If you were trying to compete in a bodybuilding league, then it would be another story but you will probably never hit the limitations your genetics impose. If you want to get bigger, lift really heavy stuff until you can't lift it anymore and eat an excessive amount of protein, 1.5 grams per lb that you weigh.
Don't worry about wrists. The chest and back exercises you should be doing will hit them just fine. Unless you're a hockey player you don't really need to include forearm specific exercises.
