Hey /fit/, first time poster but i've been lurking for a while. Anyway, to get to the point I feel extremly motivated to start working out, not to see results immediately but to feel better about myself. The only problem is I don't know where to strat. Something similar to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-JVm0pXoPc8&feature=related or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bf-QWyucDS0&feature=related is what my ultimate goal is, what workouts should i do and what diet should i maintain to achieve this?

Pic unrelated.

I'm 17, about 5' 11", 150-160 pounds, and like taking long walks on the beach. I'm not extremly atheletic but I'm not fat either, even though I have a little bit of a layer thats growing bigger.
