Goals Anonymous
So /fit/ after about 15 months of working out I've achieved my goal. I was a skinnyfag who weighed in at about 115 lbs (I'm 5'9), I now weigh 138 lbs (my goal was to weigh 135 lbs). I feel great finally being a normal weight and having a solid physique. My next goal is to get up to 155 and I'm pretty sure that's where I'll stop going for weight gains.

What are your current goals /fit/?

I just wanted to fit into fashionable clothes without looking like a fat-ass. A year later, I have achieved just that. Now I'm buying a bench and weights to get BEEFCAKE

that man has 24" calves

also hes probably got 15 years of lifting + juice

I'm 6', 168.8lbs (when I last checked on Sunday). I started at 161 and I've been doing Stronlifts 5x5 for almost 5 weeks now. I'd like to be maybe around 190lbs and under 10% body fat. When I get closer, I gauge it on how I look and feel, not what the scale or fat caliper says.

sometimes i wish i had a definite goal, but then that would take the mystery and fun out of it.

i do know that i want to climb mountains for a career

15 years of lifting, no i dont think so, hes 28 years old

I want to hit 1100lbs at 177lbs at a powerlifting meet (which I will) and be at an athletically powerful 200lbs in 4 months.

Fuck my bf%, because nothing looks as good as being strong feels.

when I started 2 years ago I was 6' 155. My goal was to make it to 200 lbs. I'll finally achieve it by years end. After that, I'll get a nice 6 pack for show and just maintain. Mission accomplished.

I started off at 130 kilos, my goal is to get to 100kilos, after 3 months or so I am currently at 115kilos. I've seemed to have plateaued at this weight for the last 2 weeks, so I took this week off and didn't worry about what I ate, but I had noticed my eating habits had changed, and I didn't eat as much shit as i used to.

I'm going to get back into it next week

Just make sure you're squatting, deadlifting and benching every week. I do back/bicep, chest/tricep, and legs/shoulder. I generally make sure i'll have 3 workouts for each body part and depending on the workout I'll do 3x10 or 5x5 except for deadlifts where i pyramid up the weight and down in reps then i cool down (right now I do 135x10, 225x3, 245x1 (my max), 225x3, 135x10). As far as supplements just make sure you're eating enough, a postworkout gainer shake is a good way to ensure you're getting good complex carbs, a good pwo insulin spike and a good amount of calories (i take cytogainer). Protein is good too, I take ON Whey, and creatine is great but don't take that until you've been lifting for awhile.

long term goals or short term goals?
short term:
squat 170kg (10kg left), deadlift 200kg (20kg left), bench 140kg (10kg left), close coc 2 with each hand whenever i want (right now i can close it most of the time with my left hand and occasionally with my right)

long term:
squat over 200kg, deadlift over 250kg, bench over 150kg, overhead press over 100kg, one arm chinup (i know this one is not realistic but it sure would be cool), coc 3.5

I'm 5'10 and about 140 lbs. I've still got some flab I need to take care of, but my weight loss has been coming in steady and relatively fast (I am also eating right) so that should be taken within a few months at most. Then I'll start bulking up, I guess.
