My health is worse than before sasuke
I'm thinking about something. Why is it that when i was 12-17 years old i could click on the mouse for 10 hours a day and still could feel like i could go on another 100 hours but now at 18 i can't use the mouse for more than 2 hours because then i'd start having sore tendons.

I don't get it i'm reaching my prime soon and i have excellent arms due to squatting.

No you don't get it. I feel great but my forearm tendons receive pain signals earlier than when i was young. Maybe when you're young you have more plasticity. Any pedologists here?

You have to break it up into sets brah. Fuck clicking for 10 hours a day. That's for endurance and endurance clickers have tiny forearms. Find a really dirty mouse that had juice spilled on it and shit so it's all sticky and hard to click. Click for 3 to 5 reps for 4 sets. After that you will need a protein shake with like 15 raw eggs and about 6 tablespoons of peanut butter and some whole milk. After that you will need to take a 13 hour nap for recovery. This will strengthen your tendons and make you a faster, more powerful clicker.
