I don't have access to a bench or any weights, so I figured I'd get my chest exercises by doing pushups. Regular pushups: easy. Incline pushups: easy. 1 handed pushups: should be, if not easy, at least doable, right? Fuckin' a. I couldn't do a single one.So I figure I'll do them on my knees (pic related). Holy fucking shit, I could barely do 5x5 per arm, and EVERY SINGLE MUSCLE IN MY UPPER BODY feels like it got a workout. My core feels like it was raped to death in an amazingly efficient and sexy way, so much fucking better than doing endless crunches, etc. As far as compound exercises go, this one gives me boners. Eventually I'll be able to do them like a man (on my feet).The only problem is I don't know if it's the best workout for my chest. What do you think, /fit/? Is there something better I could be doing?

No but it sounds like you're a bit of a weed.
1 handed push ups are very hard on your tricep, try doing diamond pushups first when you get to the point where you can do 4 diamond pushups give 1 handed push ups a try.
