OP, you have the right idea. This could be good depending on what exactly you are doing in regards to exercise. No diet is good unless you are active. Activity makes our bodies want to use those calories and awesome vitamins and stuff in food to our benefit. If you do very little in the day and you had a small snack about 2.5-3hours before this meal, you are doing good. If you go running for 20-min or so a day, you could use a piece of toast with some low-fat cheese (or a good glass of low-fat milk). If you weight-lift daily, why the hell are you not drinking or eating more protein?
