Help me get ripped Anonymous
I'm 14 5 foot 7 I weigh 135
I run a 6:30 mile I bench 140 but I haven't gained any muscle mass. I'm just continuing to lose weight and my weight lifting is getting more difficult. Help?

If he wants to gain muscle mass he needs to eat. Gaining some fat with the muscle is inevitable. He can always cut it later.
