I finally have access to a swimming pool.

What do you think /fit/, will half an hour x 3 times a week be a good routine for an absolute beginner who can't even run, like me?

Not OP but I have a question... I could theoretically afford to get a pool installed on my backyard, but I can't afford an inground one, or a very big one. I haven't done it because seriously I don't see how you could get any form of real exercise doing laps from one end to the other which would just be like.. a few feet away... So that was just my question... how do you get any exercise done in a small pool, just a bit bigger than OP's pic?
