wtf are you guys talking about?

a full serving of high fructose corn syrup is just as healthy as a teaspoon of honey.

as long as you take it in moderation, and exercise at least 30 minutes daily, you'll be fine

Yeah, because inhibiting your body's ability to tell your brain when its full is a great idea.

all of the High Fructose corn syrups are not equally bad for you....apparently the one in soft-drinks is still 45% glucose and the one used in foods/baking goods is 58% glucose......HFCS isn't really that bad for you just don't consume it alone.....and consuming it with french fries and a burger doesn't count if you drink soda you need real veggies(with fiber) or some source of fiber to slow down the absorption....then it is fine the problem with HFCS is really that it absorbs into the body so quickly......no it isn't great for you and it surely is empty calories but it isn't going to kill you or make you fat overnight or anything and is certainly safe in moderation
