Sure, the protein is filling and sometimes even tasty depending on what brand/flavor you choose, but make sure these shakes aren't used as meal replacements because you will DEFINITELY become malnourished.
Pic related, I enjoy 3 servings a day of those, one with every other meal (6 meals a day). It's Isolated.
