So I've been doing the strong lifts 5x5 thing, but i have one question.

It says to increase the weight by 5lb each exercise, so does this mean I'm squatting more than the rest or does this mean i increase the weight every time I get back to workout A

each time you get to workout A

progression is key to gaining strength

thanks for the help bra, i appreciate it

hey I just started doing the 5x5 too.
Feels good man :)
it also takes like 20 minutes to complete. pretty easy.

what the fuck are you talking about? it is EVERYTIME you do squats so that is every time you workout whether it is a or b. read the fucking website faggot

OP i will remember you and you will never again have any say in any fucking thread on /fit/ again. dumbass

it's every time you do an exercise, so you up squatz on both A and B

yes, you'll end up doing more AT FIRST

but you'll hit the squatz wall first and start repeating weight, doing soft deloads, etc., which allow dl to catch up

heh, just wait until you get enough squat and dl power that you have to do warmup sets

my stronglifts workout takes about an hour now (factoring in a bit "wait for asian curls for da gurls faggots to finish using squatz rack for squatz that don't even get halfway to parallel" time)

Thanks for the help. guess I didn't read the site exactly perfect and missed it. Oh and by the way>>411306, I'm so scared that my opinion will never mean anything on /fit/ again... cause it meant so much to me. I only come here to ask questions, and to get help so I don't end up more of a fatty. Good work with the whole support thing.
