Hey, /fit/. Does eating 2 cans of tuna between meals each day count as snacking? That's 75grams of protein, 140 calories. Should I eat more than that? Too much?
>> Anonymous
you're doing a good thing

Look at nutrition level and calculate what you are putting in body. If it fits inside regular diet, then you're fine. If not, then you're not fine.

Enjoy your mercury poisoning.

That's my primary concern actually..

Switch to a smaller fish.

i.e.: sardines
>> Anonymous
eat any oily fish lower on the food chain. The lower the better.
>> Anonymous
>>205609
Exactly. I've read that eating 2 cans a
week is more than enough.
>> Anonymous
OP here. What if I switched to canned chicken?
>> Anonymous
>>205642
I was doing this for the easy protein but reading /fit/ makes me question this now.

Mmmmm, so good... With some cream cheese, diced peppers and onions. Mix up, eat with crackers. Shit, now I'm hungry.

feet?

For the past 5 months i've eaten on average 1-2 cans of tuna a day.

Am i unhealthy? Am i dead? No. Mercury poisoning is blown out of proportion in the same way estrogen in soy is. Only fags would be so paranoid to believe you will be poisoned eating tuna.

No problem, I just shit out the mercury
>> Anonymous
>>205670
Exactly. You'd sooner get mercury poisoning by drinking it out of a thermometer.
>> Anonymous
>>205681

isn't that one of the most direct ways to...

...nevermind
>> Anonymous
So thus, buy not eating you're shit you don't get mercury poisoning. 4CHAN SOLVED!
>> Anonymous
OMG are those tunas ok?

You have no idea what you're talking about, do you?

What the hell does that look like?
You don't mean chicken spam, do you?
>> Anonymous
>>206606
Not OP, but even I know that means canned chicken breast, which is great and superior.
>> Anonymous
>>206654
Well I've never heard about it, but it sounds good.
Probably because I'm a Eurofag.

How many calories and how many grams of protein?
>> Anonymous
>>206680
In my costco variety, a can is 3.5 servings. Each serving is 13 g protein and 1 g fat. No carbs.
>> Anonymous
>>206690

Oh shit, you can buy them in bulk at Costco? THAT IS FUCKING WIN. I can probably eat like 3 of those daily.
>> Anonymous
>>206692
Packages of 6, cheap, and HEUG cans.
>> Anonymous
>>206662
Question though, is their canned chicken the same quality as their fresh chicken? IE: all natural with no growth hormones

Thread is now gay.
>> Anonymous
>>206740
It's tinned chicken, do you really expect it to go well?
>> Anonymous
>>206744
Not really.
>> Anonymous
>>206740
It is all white meat breast, thats about all I can say for sure.
>> Anonymous
>>206771
why is tyson canned chicken not /fit/'s mascot snack?
>> Anonymous
Can anyone link me a directly case of death directly related to death from eating tuna?

If you can, I'll stop eating a can a day, but until that time I will see all of you in delicious tuna hell.
>> Anonymous
>>206834

I'll be waiting for you, man..

I eat around 3 tins a day.
