Quick question /fit/..I woke up at 1 PM today, and didn't eat until 3:30. (no physical activity today..or at all really) I then fell asleep about 30 minutes later, and woke up just now, extremely hungry. The thing is though, since I fell asleep right after eating, doesn't that mean I burn less calories then if I was awake? Something along those lines anyways.. Should I eat like I normally would, or wait longer until dinner/whatever I decide to fix myself?

You won't get fat from eating out of the ordinary for ONE day. If anything, it'll do you some good, break a plateau.

I have nothing to contribute to this discussion.

Yes, it was amazingly delicious. I guess I'm just going to go eat, I can always just throw up later.
