Sup /fit/

I have slight gynecomastia, if iam standing all you see is a puffy nipple (no big deal) but if you look at me from a profile you can notice it straight away.

Would doing pushups and situps do anything for it?

I am not fat at all and i can only manage 11 pushups in 1 sitting (of course i can do more in a day) and i can only manage 10 situps i feel like a failure.

just keep doing it. Funnily enough, you get better with practice.

I dont know about the nipples.. but if you keep doing pushups/situps you'll get far better at it, it sound to me like you need a LOT of ab work, situps and crunches nao!

The doctor can suck out the fatty nipple if it bothers you that much.
heck I got full blown manboobs, thats why I'm working out 4 times a week.

There's no way to get rid of gyno without surgery. Sorry bud.

Building chest muscles, I mean really building them, not doing 10 push ups a day and thinking that'll do the trick, will make your chest look better, especially if you get really muscular then cut bodyfat and get single digits bf/ripped, but the hard, unremovable gland tissue is still going to be there and make your chest look puffier than it should.

Go check it out with your doctor cause it could just be where you tend to store fat. If it's genuine gyno, surgery might be your only option.
