I'm steadily increasing the calories I burn at the gym during cardio, two weeks ago it was 200(low I know) and today I burned 500(I'm super proud of myself but probably still low).

How many calories do you fags burn at the gym? what's a sensible limit that I shouldnt exceed?

500 is good

To lose one pound of fat a week, you need a defunct of 500 calories a day

So if you're burning that off via excercise and dietitng properly, you're doing a good job

I burn around 500 - 700 with boxing, HIIT's and endurance lifting

I put my calories on the oven and then burn them, much faster.
