Try finding an easy to prepare, good tasting, and low in sodium option is quite tough.

I do a lot of baked chicken breasts. But it usually takes 30+ minutes to make. And I get some what tired of the same thing every day.

What does /fit/ eat? I mean besides steel oats and whole live chickens eggs and feathers and beak.

I ate a rabbit's eyeball. Shit was hard to swallow. I ate lot of cactus and buckwheat that week, as well. My shit smelled like horse manure. It was awesome. Any relation to the guys in pic, OP?

anyway...back on subject. Nonfat cottage cheese is one of my favorites.
