Dearest /fit/,

I've been eating healthy for like 3 months now, lost about 20 pounds. It's all good..but the thing is I hate salads. Tonight I finally ate one for dinner..and wow was that shit gross. (It wasn't a ready pak or anything it was like 250 calories altogether)

The reason I ate it, however, was because it looked like alot of food, and while this is very weak to admit..I miss being full =/

Seriously /fit/ is there anything I can do to have that satisfying "fullness" again? I could never go back to eating like I used to..shit grosses me out. But I do miss walking away from a meal just not wantint to eat more..instead of thinking for like 2 hours "I'm hungry. I'm hungry. I'm hungry."

ADVICE?!

Fiber, and lots of it. But only 25 mgs a day.

Start buying Kashi brand cereal, and Fiber one bars. If you dont like the taste then you can get tablets of fiber, just pop 1 or 2 a day.

Also, yeah water is good too. Alot of people when they are thirsty they mistake it for hunger, and they eat more. So yeah, drop sodas if you haven't already, and drink a shitload of water.

There are many different lettuces. Cos/Romaine is neutral enough to not be offensive (and incredibly healthy), but if you seriously can't stand that, then you can use Iceberg or Boston.


God, I just fucking hate picky eaters. They piss me off more than any fatty out there.

also LEARN TO FUCKING LOVE THE TASTE OF ALL VEGETABLES. or at least to tolerate them. one of the first things that i learned to tolerate when i started eating healthier was celery. shit is fucking nasty but i got used to it and it no longer fazes me.

I agree. i am not THAT into green vegetables.

I eat salads at work for lunch, I use
1-2 spoon of maize
2-3 spoons of shredded carrot
a wee bit salad just for volume
1/2 tomato
like.. 20 slices of cucumber, cus it's good.
and one hard boiled egg.

And a glass of water.

It's pretty decent.

Get some cauliflower. I can eat several a day, no problem. It's so nice.

It's made out of peppers, tomatoes, olives, cucumbers, red onions, feta and red wine vinegar dressing. No actual lettuce involved.
