I have to eat out today, /fit/. So, should I get a six inch turkey breast at Subway, or a grilled chicken sandwich at Wendy's? Sans the honey mustard sauce at Wendy's, both of the sandwiches will have 280 calories. Also, I don't put crap on my subs, it's just the meat, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles. Thanks /fit/!

go for more veggies on that sub, you will love the freshness the cucumber gives you and a little kick from jalapenos (they're pickled so not very hot) (i actually had a veggie sub before, I couldn't taste the difference, had mayo on it too i think)

or you can be a lard ass and go to wendys.
as long as you dont binge you can eat whatever you want.
I'm serious I didn't work out more than 3 times these last two weeks and I still lost weight, eating about 5000 calories at taco bell and shit (dont do it)
but it was probably muscle i lost, but i was still at my weight when i got back to the gym.
(dont follow this)
just never try to eat more than 500 calories a meal.
