Hello /fit/

I am over weight and unhealthy. I know that. But I *am* trying to get healthy, and eat healthier. The problem I am having is, I have very limited time (I work 2 jobs, and I am out of the house 14-18 hours a day), and limited funds. I am trying to find some easy to make, healthy recipes that do not have a lot of ingredients in it.

I asked this in /ck/ and got a lot of flaming.. So I would like to list things I do NOT consume..

Soda
Fast food
salty snacks (like chips)
Sugary snacks (cupcakes or what ever)

Most of my meals consist of a lot of rice with frozen veggies and what ever meat was on sale that week. Lunch is usually a lunch meat sandwich (some times dinner if I am to tired to cook), breakfast is usually cereal ( I love granola cereal).

I do exercise when I can, but it is not as often as I would like, because as I said, I am away from home more than I am at home. I do what I can, when I can (some sit ups, push ups, crunches when food is cooking, jogging if I have the day off, or if I get out of work early).

Um... No. I would rather do it the right way. Not to mention I do not have the money to spend on liposuction and tummy tucks.
