'sup /fit/.

I hadn't exercised in weeks. I hadn't really tried running in MONTHS. However, yesterday, I just decided to run for a little less than half an hour just to see how far I could get.

I ran over 2 and a half miles, and I never stopped to walk.

Does this mean I'm fit?

Also, I didn't stretch enough. Jesus fuck my legs are sore.

Well, cats are pretty fast.
Yes, I would say you're fit.

Now, how did you learn to talk?

I think he's so fat the fat is getting thick enough in his cheeks and eyebrows that it changes his facial expression.

It is recommended now to focus stretching AFTER you work out. It helps me a lot more. If you do stretch before, it should only be done after a light warm up.

But cats stretch all the time, though.
