muscle growth Anonymous
this might be a stupid question
i've been lifting weights for the past couple months and i noticed my right pec / right shoulder are getting bigger than the left side
does it matter? will it even out? am i doing something wrong?
thanks

stop emphasizing the right side then retard.

Or start emphasizing the other side more retard.

Figure it out faggot.

Start using dumbbells and less barbell work.

Christ you people are stupid.

If you use proper form and work out both sides evenly, your smaller muscles will work more to keep up, while your larger muscles won't have to work out as much.

They'll even out if you use proper form and balance.

LS1 has just a small form factor and produces more power/torque.

And not to mention fuel efficiency.

Left and right side muscles aren't built exactly the same. As long as the strength is the same on both sides, it doesn't matter.
If you're stronger on the right side, then it'll get even someday.
