Hey /fit/ I've noticed something odd about myself. My desire to eat is not compelled by hunger... I ate like 2 heads of lettuce and 2 cans of green beans and was still hungry. I ate 2 oranges and was still hungry. What the fuck? I am addicted. I guess this means I just need to... stop eating sweets and delicious fatty food and maybe the addiction will go away?

Donuts as buns? Genius!

I've found that eating a little bit of fat/protein with food helps fill you up. Just limit yourself and make sure you don't over eat. Lettuce, green beans, and oranges are just carbs; try adding some protein/fat with them. I had the same problem, but not anymore...

He called lettuce carbs. I associate the word carbs with high calorie shit like bread not shit with next to zero calories like lettuce. Also, he told me to eat fatty shit. Sounds like it might not be a good idea. I'm gonna try it and see if it works though.

Spoilers: Carbs =/= Calories
Also, while I'm at it:
Spoilers: Calories =/= Magic fat-making ingredient in food
Carbs are just starches. Sugars are simple carbs, and potatoes are pasta are more complex. Pasta is made from grain, so it's not too hard to figure out that grain is also "carbs". OMG PLANTS ARE CARBS? What did you think they were, wholly protein?

The point is, you're only eating light stuff. Some meat or eggs would give you protein, which would go to muscle rather than fat, and they take longer to digest so they fill you up more. Or you could take the earlier suggestion and eat something fatty, ideally with low sugar, but not too much. Peanut butter, for instance.

Make sure its full of saturated fats, they are the good fats you hear people talking about here. Unsaturated fats are shit, do not eat them.

Using a whole wheat donut isn't that bad. Average bread has 80 calories per slice, so a sandwich would be 160 calories for the bread. A whole wheat donut has 180 calories, so...

It also depends on whether the donut is glazed.

Eat protein and more calories, if your not eating enough you'll get hungry.
It sometimes not how much bulk you eat but whats in the bulk that counts, besides lettuce is mostly water

I'm>>185222. No, I'm not a troll. By fats I mean healthy fats-- unsaturated from a healthy source. Not "fatty shit."
And you need a better understanding of the word carbs.

Yah, it's the same for soda. Just have the willpower to not have it for a month and your desire will go away or at least it should. If you ever happen to have a soda again after that month, it'll taste like shit and you'd wonder (why the fuck did I like this shit in the first place).

I did this and it's true, I only drink tea and water now unless I go out to eat I'll have a coke once in a while but I don't actually crave it anymore, just takes a little willpower.

You're an idiot. Your perception of carbs is fucked up, as is your perception of fats. Enjoy being a fatass for the rest of your damn life.
