Pretty much some 20 lbs arm curls, 50 reps each arm
3 sets of 10 reps 100 lbs bench press
40 push ups
60 sit ups
10 min jog

I do this every mon, tues, thurs, fri.
Isnt much but works so far.

I kinda liked that. I'm gonna start that tomorrow, but instead of jog I'll bike. That's amazing improvement for a month. I did ok exercise for about two months and didnt get anything as notable. Are you on any supplements or shit?

Nope, no supplements, just eating allot more healthy now, cut pop out of my diet, same with fast foods.
Just decided to start working out and take care of myself. went from 150 lbs with no muscle to 155lbs and went from being able todo 10 push ups in a row to 40

oh - if i wanna eat a high protein meal, does it matter when i eat it in terms of my workout?
>> Anonymous
ok - not so much a meal, but if i ingest high protein food, does it matter when or will just the fact that i have moar protein be useful

could use a bit of work imo.
unless im really off, bench press will work most of the same muscles as the pushups.

And everyone on here and their mom has been going on about doing lifts that work muscle groups, as in not curls. Bent over rows and lat pulldowns or pullups will cover that though.

your fine, the problem with intense exercising is that it can mess with your bone plates and bone developement but after 13 the bulk of that has stopped and your pretty safe to lift.
