I have a question /fit/

What's the deal with fat people and their "bent legs"?

First of all, i'm fat(shocker). I'm 6"6' and 10 months ago i weight 378 pounds/27 stone. Now i weigh 266 pounds/19 stone. I continue my workout and eat properly but i'm worried about my "bent leg syndrome". After losing a few more stone will this go away? My arms, face and lower legs are fine, fatwise but my thighs and gut are still an issue. Does anyone know what i mean? I tried looking for a photo of BLS but couldn't get one, so Piper in return for help.

OP here, thanks.

Also is it a good idea to be building muscle as well as doing cardio at my size? 19 stone is pretty big and when i started this i didn't care about weight lifting, i just wanted the fat off so i spent 2 a day on a cross trainer or exercise bike. Now i really want to get into weight lifting but is it better to lose the fat, get down to 13-14 stone then start with the weights?
