So /fit/ help me out here.

I'm currently 6'0" ~175lbs. I work out 3-4 days a week, jog/run a few miles a day so I'm in relatively good shape, I eat healthy (egg whites for breakfast, salad/protein lunch, protein loaded dinner with small snacks in between to keep metabolism steady)

Now heres the part, I'm working towards a six pack now, but the problem is I used to be large when I was younger, I lost my weight fast so have a layer of extra skin over my stomach/abdominal region.

I'm trying to build it and cut it out a bit, is there any way (without surgery) that I can fill in, or reduce the extra skin to cut out my six pack more?

I'd supply pictures but camera is unavailable atm, any ideas?

1)Make a small slit about half way between your sternum and navel.
2)Insert the tip of a funnel into this slit
3)Pour gelatin or other substance of your choice down funnel. I went for wine.
4)????

Why some ppl cut out the yolks in the egg amazes me. Shame because most of an egg's nutrition lies within there. OP i suggest cutting back more calories and intensifying your cardio and lift program.

Calories are below what they should be per day for my weight/height and like I said I jog/run 2-3 miles a day, and this is extra skin not fat, so exercise won't cut it.
