When I sleep on my back I get sleep paralysis. Why is that? I'm not a fatfuck.

WOAH. Relevant thread to me.
I not fat AT all, i'm just normal but sometimes i wake up not being able to move for a couple of seconds.
Or like limbs fall asleep and i wake up and shake them like mad.

Might I suggest checking your spine for failure?

When I wake up I can move everything, albeit I am extremely fatigued. But it's like I'm in between a dream and being awake and I can't breath or move or wake myself from the dream.

Visit a chiropractor?

Actually sleep paralysis is normal for most people. Do you wake up via alarm clock or naturally? If its the alarm clock then your body hasnt sent out the chemicals to stop the paralysis yet. It probably wont happen if you just get up on your own (when your not tired anymore).

When I sleep I feel like my insides are overheating and melting and I have to drink some water to make it stop. My heart pounds and I feel like Im having a seizure or my head is vibrating. I don't know what causes this I am healthy and fit. Also, I thought it was because of my blankets and physically overheating but I am always cold and not hot. Help anyone get this way?

I get those paralyzed feelings once in a while too. I HATE the feeling of them. Sometimes I can "force" myself awake by opening my eyes, but other times I just have to wake a few minutes.

I'm have narcolepsy and I get sleep paralysis. If you fight it it will only freak you out. The best thing to do is try and take a really deep breath and it usually just goes away. Panic only makes it worse and you can hurt yourself if you do.

also if it happens too frequently go to a doctor, it can be a symptom of a couple fo things.
