Dear mis/fit/s! First of all, I love this board.Anyways, I have a question. Assuming I start training a bigger muscle group I haven't trained before, does that increase the testosterone level? Thanks
exercise stimulates testosterone production anyway. it increases during a workout and then starts decreasing after an hour i understand.deep leg presses stimulate the most production of growth hormone. then squats. that's why if you don't squat you ain't squat.
The answer to "does that increase the testosterone level" is always "maybe". The endocrine system is not as predictable as you may have been led to believe.
>>18618yeah, i guess you're the most correct. fuck you nigger.
Why do you care? The main anabolic hormone in the body is insulin.
>>18617thanks.In my case it's deadlifting... I can't do squats due to my knees. So, to annoy you a little more: Does the additional deadlifting increase overall muscle growth (speed) when only doing an upper body workout regularly?
>>18624if you have an actual diagnosed structural problem with your knees, sure.i used deep squats to recover from a knee injury. you have to get technique right, and most people don't teach full squats anymore.
