hey /fit/, recovering anorexic here. i need some tips on gaining weight in muscle, in a healthy way- anything to add to my diet/exercise regimen. is there any way to prevent weight from accumulating on the abdomen (i hear it does that when you lose a large amount of body fat)? i'm at 95 lbs, need to get back to at least 105 ( i was 130).

Well if you did a lot of crunches and abdominal workouts than maybe you might like how it looks better because there would be muscle over the small normal healthy amount of fat. There is no real way to keep fat from building in a specific area. The abdomen is a place where fat just naturally accumulates for everyone no matter what.
