hey /fit/ i need some help. well i am 15 (in b4 underage b&) 6foot 1 inch or maybe two, i weigh about 300 but im not a round lard. i want to lose weight badly because i have mant tits and a bit of flab. i started lifting weights and i walk almost everyday, i do situps also. what else can i do? how long will it take for me to see results?

Don't do weights super heavy weights, they might inhibit your growth, and at your weight and age that's probably the thing you need most. Drink water, avoid things with HFCS, and partially hydrogenated oils. Read the instruction labels, and try to cut down on stuff loaded with sugar and fats. Look to eat less processed foods.

Regulate your breathing (nose in, mouth out), sit with good posture, and don't eat so many cheeseburgers

Go to the pool 3 times a week. Old people walk for exercise. You're 15, don't say you don't have time for that bullshit

If you want to work your stomach muscles, just situps are not enough. You're only working one set of muscles when you do that. get yourself a pair of dumbells, I'd say between 20 and 35 are good for your class.. one in each hand and tilt your body back and forth to work your obliques.

as for general toning and conditioning, you can use the dumbells for one handed bench press, conditioning, and toning. everything you need to know can be found on google or youtube, but if you limit your regiment to arm curls and situps, nothing is going to happen.

weight loss is a combination of strength/cardiovascular and eating. If you are serious, do a 20 minute weight training session before school every day, Pilates is great for toning (lie on your back, and lift both legs 5 inches off the ground. hold that position for a minute. do this a few times a day), go swimming at your local pool 3 times a week, and cut back on the soda.

Don't do weights. You will stunt yur growth, and not just vertical growth.

Don't shitty foods, just eat lots of healthy stuff, and don't diet, you will stunt your growth.

Do some cardio, and do some body weight exercises. If you commit yourself you will see results relatively soon.

just realise that while you are anorexic
-You will be less intelligent. You will not notice it, but concentrating is harder, thinking is harder
-you will be depressed. happiness will be far between. this in turn motivates for more anorexia, though
-you will lose a LOT of muscle.
-you will be tired all the damn time
-you MUST eliminate all temptation. if you ever nibble at food you MUST stop yourself as soon as possible. you will easily binge without realising it.

-puking is hard on your body, but if you accidentally binge, you can do it. try to not get dependant on it.
