I used to go run/jog/walk for an hour every morning, but I can't take the people who yell things from their cars at me anymore. Recently I've just been lifting a little and riding my stationary bike at a medium resistance.
And, yeah. One of the main reasons I didn't initially post the picture was because I don't much feel like becoming the next big joke on /b/
