Sets n Reps, Sets n Reps!

I do 10 reps and either 5 or 6 sets, what does /fit/ do?

i rarely do over 3 reps on the working sets of my main exercises ie squat bench dead

assistance work like face pulls and good mornings etc get anywhere from 5 - 15 reps

if you want to look like arnold, do 5 sets

i do 3 sets, 10 on the first, 11 on the second, and 12 on the third.
it seems to be working pretty well, so i'll keep doing it until something proven to be better comes along...
