I'm actually underweight and i have a job that takes almost all my time (so i cannot go to gym). What can i do to make my tummy dissapears??? (yeah, you can be underweight and still have a tummy)

I'm 1.65 and 45 kgs. (dunno how much is in lbs and feets....)

You are probably "skinny fat" meaning barely enough muscle to get you by.

If you can't go to the gym. Do core exercises at home strength your abs and legs. crunches, bicycle kicks, jumping jacks, box jumps, legs raises etc

Eat high protein food and daily macro consisting of 1500-1600 calories per day.

OP's here. The girl in the picture isn't me btw.

I need a "fast way" to lose my tummy, and really, i work in a callcenter and i don't hace ANY free time (i work from 10 AM to 10 PM, answering calls in a third world country for the US people LOL)

Any advice in food, or quick exercises that i can do in the morning or before go to sleep?

Maybe switch to prostitution instead of the call center. Servicing sex tourists in a third world country pays good money.. and you'd be bouncing up and down atop fat old men's loins all day. Great cardio.

Maybe your tummy is due to weak ab muscles allowing your guts to spill forward. In this case, ab work might actually be useful.
