PROTIP - butter is better (taste, ease of use, health)

now go make Paula Jean proud!

(no, I'm not trolling, butter is actually healthier, easier to cook with, and I've yet to meet anyone who says they think it tastes worse)

so will an excess of ANY oil/fat... it appears your body is ill-adapted to handling it... in your case I'd suggest neither except in very small amounts.

NO FUCKING CHEAT DAY, FAGGOT!

I work in the dairy industry as a quality controller. You faggots enjoy your butter, and enjoy it every damn day. It's good for you. Drink one pound of it a day, it's good for your fucking heart.

According to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) foods that contain less than 0.5g trans fat per serving can claim to have “Zero trans fat” or “No Trans Fat”. For an oil to remain solid at room temperature it must either contain enough hard (saturated fat) to maintain stability or a minimal amount of hydrogenation or some partial hydrogenation. Since saturated fats and tropical oils are both high in cholesterol and have been linked to coronary heart disease we avoided using those oils in our product. Instead, we chose to add a minimal amount of partially hydrogenated soybean oil to the product. It is our feeling that the low level of saturated fat combined with the benefits of having olive oil as a key ingredient and the resulting higher levels of monounsaturated fat make Olivio Premium Spread the best possible choice in the spread and margarine category.

You can read the FDA labeling guidelines on there website at: http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/flg-6a.html

lol look at the wiggle room the FDA allows in food labeling

hey look its a quote from lee's own book

>Am I the only guy in this country who's fed up with what's happening? Where the hell is our outrage? We should be screaming bloody murder. We've got a gang of clueless bozos steering our ship of state right over a cliff, we've got corporate gangsters stealing us blind, and we can't even clean up after a hurricane much less build a hybrid car.

i guess this doesn't apply to him or his product labeling practices
