Who would you want to look like? Anonymous
If you could choose to have any of these physiques, which one? No skinny faggot emo shits allowed ^.^
>> Anonymous
They pretty look all the same
>> Anonymous
3 imo.
>> Anonymous
3 looks like a real man. Others are fucking fag posers.
>> Anonymous
>>137667
that's because you know nothing about real physiques, just shitty ones.
>> Anonymous
>>137675
1 has won the olympia more than once, IV is one of the most consistent highly renowned bodybuilders on the pro circuit today and 2 is a very highly regarded natural builder.

Poses are used to show a physique for people to judge, for bod-ee-bill-duurr(that should be easy for you)-sssss

3 is an olympic lifter with a solid physique.
>> Anonymous
3. Just looks effortlessly achieved, more natural. If we're purely talking aesthetics, three.
>> Anonymous
>>137679
Thanks for elaborating on my point.
>> Anonymous
>>137681
funny, 3 probably worked the hardest out of all of them...

Personally (OP here btw) I'd rather look like 3, purely because I like how solid his physique looks, but I greatly respect the other 3, and in different ways, would dig looking like them, however 3's where it's at for me.
>> Anonymous
All too lumpy for my tastes.
>> Anonymous
2 has a near perfect body but I'd much rather be 3.
>> Anonymous
1, 2 and 4 have too big muscles for my taste, 3 is just perfect.
>> Anonymous
1.

3 has too much of a square torso due to huge ass oly lifting obliques. Then again he doesn't lift for a physique. Number 1 has most aesthetically pleasing appearance due to wide shoulders and back and small waist.
>> Anonymous
Is number 1 Frank Zane?

In zane in da membrane, INZANE IN A DA BRANE
>> Anonymous
>>137719
He is the most out of proportion. Huge abs but no obliques, triceps far larger than biceps, etc.
>> Anonymous
>>137722

ticeps supposed to be larger than biceps brah
>> Anonymous
>>137720
Sure is.

>>137722
clearly his triceps are being pushed against body to look as big as possible, zane's physique was always on the more sensible masculine side, meaning more focused on torso than limbs, if that makes sense.
>> Anonymous
1,2,3,4 haved 2 big muscelz EW! SIK! DISGUSTIN! da true perfection of da mail bodee is on da cover of mens helth magazeen and dey tell u tipz on how 2 get leik dem inside such as usin an exercise ball 4 all u exercises 2 get da sixt pact and how to do da 10 variations of benchez in 1 workout
>> Anonymous
3. Although I wouldn't want to be as ripped as any of them, so little fat just looks fucking nasty.
>> Anonymous
Three, every time. Even though I have some degree of respect for bodybuilders, I have that much more for a guy who can lift that much more pound for pound while still looking awesome.
>> Amuro !nA4kpJCkfU
Idealistically, I'd love to look like 1.

However, 3 is probably what I'll realistically be able to achieve in my lifetime.
>> Anonymous
2 seems as the most obvious choice seeing as the body is very symmetrical. 3 is right next to it.
>> Anonymous
Number 3, with perhaps bigger arms, forearms, and lats.
>> Anonymous
I'd say 1 or 2. 3 has skinny arms.
>> Anonymous
>skinny arms
>> Anonymous
Quit dreaming you mis/fit/s and go train!
>> Anonymous
3. Decent abs I could never dream of having and his arms are awesome.
>> Anonymous
>>137919
>3. Decent abs I could never dream of having
Because you sit on your ass dreaming. Get the hell up and work it boy!
>> Anonymous
>>137921

Heh, I've been working out for years and I still haven't lost any motivation. It's just my abs are asymmetrical, unlike his.
>> Anonymous
Three looks the best to me. One isn't bad either. I think three is probably in the healthiest condition and it probably feels better to be like that.
>> Anonymous
2 eveytime
>> °-° !!3RK87RSf9AQ
>>137921
I too have asymmetrical abs, it's not uncommon, even in body builders.

I would personally prefer, no, dream, of looking like 1. Since that's about all my skeletal structure could handle if that. 3 looks like a power lifter to me (and his full picture has EPIC LEGZ) and is built remarkably well, so 3 would be great over all.

But number one has the nice, V shaped back without massive traps, large arms via big triceps and okay biceps, excellent chest and some decent obliques, I personally hate to have totally ripped abs.
If 1 also had some epic mass on the quads and hamstrings (much like 3), plus some decent calves, he'd be my number 1 idol.

BWAHAHAHAAAHA

All four are on steroids, yes even #3, the high ranking roided weightlifter (shitload of juicers in that sport).

I like how you guys talk as if you would achieve those physiques NATURALLY. You're like the same guys who think once they graduate college, they're gonna be billionaires!

BTW #3 had most like been lifting his entire fucking life and has to work out harder than the other 3. The only difference is he has to stay in a weight class.
>> Anonymous
>>137958

PS noone on /fit/ can match any of those physiques unless we have some long time juicers on here.
>> °-° !!3RK87RSf9AQ
>>137958
0/10 Fail.

Having seen the full picture of 3, I doubt he's ever done steroids. Steroids affect your whole body, the speed up the growth of cells, so naturally all his muscles trained should be bursting at the seams. Yet, he has mediocre arms, chest and calves. Bets things he has is big traps, shoulders and EPIC legs. These things, believe it or not, can be achieved with a fuckton of hard work, dieting and willpower, he is after all a powerlifter.

And don't speak ill of Zane. He could kill you if he wanted.
inb4 Brad Pitt does steroids.
>> Anonymous
>>137966

So why is he bigger than any natural bodybuilder who has ever existed? Why do drug free body builders top out at 5'10 190 lbs?

LOL @ being delusional and STUPID.
>> Anonymous
>>137958
One day you will learn that even the physiques of people who take roids can and deserve to be admired. You may think now that steroids magically give you a body like 1 or 2, but that's not nearly the case. I dare you to try a few cycles and when you come off of them, your progress will be minimal ergo you won't be nearer any of these physiques than you were when you were natural(except maybe 3). Quite the opposite, you'll be even further because you'll wear out the only excuse left, "he looks good because he's on roids".

Not trying to criticize you of course, just talking in general, whenever someone has a great physique he is accused of roids, but the truth is, of all the people trying to belittle those great looking steroid users, not a 1% could look like anything near them with all the roids in the world.
>> Anonymous
Sure they look nice but there is a huge fucking price to pay and it's not achievable by any means unless you're willing to juice too.
>> Anonymous
And I completely agree with you, hence why I laugh at the people who think their physiques are achievable WITHOUT the roids.

But everyone is just a couple of bench presses from looking Ronnie Coleman. LOL

Former schoolmate I knew does powerlifting now, he dedicates his life to it, as do the men in the pictures. It is pretty much all they know other than working as a bouncer for a club or two to get money. He's actually around the size of 3, with bigger arms and a fair bit more fat though.

Maybe if you lurked the fuck more on here too, you'd see some guys who post here who have made quite decent gains, who are amatures at best.

Of course, this is just my speculation that these men (1 and 3) don't take steroids, maybe they do, I've never asked them. But I know guys who have gotten pretty big and cut without the use of them, and it is certainly possible.

Pic related, I don't think this guy took 'roidz.
>> Anonymous
>>137966
Every person competing in anything related to weights is taking steroids. Because of the fact that his workouts are made out of olympic lifts and not for aesthetics, steroids will give him greater strength with relatively minimal aesthetic improvement.

Yet you can't find any proof of a natural bodybuilder in a tested federation coming in larger than 5'10 190lbish.

ITS OK BRO UR ONLY A FEW BENCH PRESSES AWAY FROM RONNIE COLEMAN

Oh gawd

Fucking muscly useless posers.
They have taken their body past the realm of functionality and into the world of vanity, posing and not being able to scratch their backs, let alone most feats that require moderate amounts of flexibility, agility or dexterity.

#3 is the only one I have respect for.

The strongest people who are still awesome are top tier male gymnasts.

Have fun snapping tendons trying this one to the big oafs out there (see pic)

Bodybuilders can move shitloads of weight.

What they cannotdo is shit like a planche (see pic, or as posted before
>>137998

They also cannot run, swim, sprint, do backflips, do the splits, scratch their backs, touch their toes, do a 1 legged squat, do a dragon flag, do a flag off a pole etc. The list is very long.
>> Anonymous
1.
because i fucking hate traps and number 3 and 2 have huge traps.
>> Anonymous
>>137998
someone just has to fag it up completely
>> Anonymous
>>138012

source?
>> Anonymous
>>138014

They also don't have the raw strength of a power lifter. They ARE strong; but the average bodybuilder is nowhere near as strong as the average powerlifter.
>> Anonymous
>>138014

so how do they become so riped without cardo?
>> Anonymous
ITT: morons

You can train your muscle to be as strong as you like, but you cannot train ligaments, cartilage, joints or bome density enough to keep up with muscular strength gains. Thus functionality is lost.

ps
>>138024

wtf are you retarded lol? Theres over 9000 ways to get ripped.

cardio has nothing to do with being ripped.

it's calories in vs calories out

Since you are either a troll or a complete faggot, why not end your presentation with a nice picture of Bruce Lee? He was toned and had functional strength and is the wet dream of every skinny faggot on this board, so go ahead, sprinkle this thread with AIDS some more. Post a pictue of Bruce Lee, and next to it say "I just want to tone." Go on, make my day.

Not in AMERICA
Colleges are schools within Universities. For example, I go to UCLA, the University of California at Los Angeles. But I am in the College of Letters and Science based on my major, Economics.

Understand?

>>138074
in britain, colleges are where you go if you didnt get into uni.

lawyers go to university
plumbers go to college. and take apprenticeships.

you can get surgery to get artificial joints though. Im gonna be the strongest person in the world throught titanium joints and elastin injected into my tendons

In Canada, colleges are where you go if you score less than the requirements to go to university. University - any sciences, lawyers, engineers, etc. College - plumbers, nurses, financial shit, etc.

But in America the term college can mean both uni and college.
>> Anonymous
In America, we use colleges and universities interchangeably. Also, in my region, colleges are basically departments within a university.

IV. Perfectly symmetrical abs ftw
>> Anonymous
III ftw. He looks the most compact and powerful
>> Anonymous
>>137719

you have a point, Oly lifters dont care about aesthetics, their chest and biceps are usually underdeveloped, and have bigger obliques.

i would say for aesthetics, number 1, Frank Zane 5"9 185-190lbs, totally acheivable with todays knowledge.

but for all function, number 3, he could still probably bench over 300lbs just from the CNS development
>> Free Pepsi !!iXxa+hO94Mg
And what makes you say I, II or IV doesn't have fast twitch strength? Just because they worked on hypertrophy doesn't mean they haven't also got maximum strength training.
