Alright /fit/, I am 17 and I was diagnosed with tendonitis in my hip when I was fifteen. The story about when it started is that when I was fifteen and a green belt (I train in Zen Do Kai) I was put into an adult blackbelt class as I was too good for anything lower. The problem I think is that it made me try so much harder and my body couldn't cope, especially when sparring full contact with huge men.
Does /fit/ know of any exercises thatI can do that would help??

Rest is the only thing that will help tendinitis, and some mild stretching everyday.
This anon currently has it in his right shoulder.

Not quite, but close enough... This also doesn't help my hip unfortunately.

Thanks, I have been told that, but I'm too keen on fighting. Is there another way, like, you mentioned stretches, do you know any that will help?? I don't really expect you to as you haven't got the same condition lol.
