Underweight Anonymous
I'm currently 6 feet tall and I weight 136 pounds.
My BMI is 18.4 so I'm currently a little underweight.
I'd like to gain 10-15 pounds in a healthy way and gain some muscle while I'm at it.

I know the tip is gonna be ''EET MOAR'' but what should i eat and when?

I've already doing muscle training for about 9 months but havent been progressing in the last 2 months.

Long story short: Tips on how do i gain weight in a healthy way while building some muscle.

Pic may be related but probably not.

I had a similar problem and still do on gaining weight. I am 6'2 and around 170. This summer I started working out with a highly regarded trainer and he basically told me that I need to eat around 8,000 calories or more because of my high metabolism. He told me to eat 2 hamburgers after I lift, lots of chicken. Basically anything that has a good amount of protein in it. I've been eating a lot of wheat pasta with chicken and the like.

Have you checked out the Stronglifts 5x5 program? I myself haven't used it but if I were to start from the beginning again I would follow that program.

My biggest problem is having what I think are skinny legs. Its not that they aren't strong, its just one of the hardest places to put on mass, especially my calves

sorry at that height and weight you're probably super defined, but you'd have almost no muscle mass, you skinny freak

Squats. They do really work, but you need some weight.
I've been a fatass (fat is good weight) for most of my life, but I did squats, and now I have hueg calves.

Eat tons of proteins. Eggs, meat (chicken if you want to put on weight more gradually) etc.
Eat like normal, but more. If you have specified workout time add another meal after it.
