WHEY PROTEIN Anonymous
hey /fit/

you might get this a lot...

whey protein. im trying to lose a little weight (gone quite flabby in the last couple of years) and i was thinking about using protein to help lose some of it. Im male, 24, 6'6" and 238 pounds.

I dont mind exercise, but it never seems to help much. Your thoughts?

The main point of whey is to help recover your muscles from working out.

Is there something reasonably safe i can take to help lose this unsightly gut? Im eating how i always have, but ive been working a lot more recently.

I dont want to become a tall fat guy here /fit/, i dont read comics.

From the sounds of it - you won't be able to do much HIIT. I recommend becoming a fairly good runner before starting any serious HIIT regimen.

If you don't run much - you should start running and then after 1-3 months and you're feeling like you can conquer the world with your shitty running implement HIIT and watch your galaxy get shattered.

CHANGE YOUR FUCKING DIET TOO. THAT'S HOW YOU LOSE WEIGHT.

protein might help you to consume less carbs, but basically just taking protein in hopes of helping it lose weight, is useless

anyway, it's all about eating right and downright dirty, boring calorie countring
