Hi /fit/!
I am a slightly overweight 17 year old boy. Manboobs are represented. How can I get rid of them?
Also, my legs are huge, it annoys me. Any tips?
Today, I started training seriously for the first time in my life (except from school).
I went about 7 kilometers (thing I ran 3/4 of it).
Is this the right way to solve my problems, /fit/?

You ran 75% of a 4.5mile run! I'm 5'10", 123lbs and I couldnt make it nearly that far running. Jogging easily, but running!?

Running is one of the most intense forms of exercise you can do. If you can keep that up and gradually up the ante as you get better, you'll definitely shed the weight. You can even become marathon runner stick thin if you choose. Make sure you don't eat like shit, or the running wont do much. If you eat normal, it will do a lot! Oh yeah, don't injure yourself.
