Not sure quite how accurate that is, but I'd venture a guess that's pretty good.The only place that my body really gains fat is the midsection. Lower stomach, love handles, etc. I was just wondering what is the best diet foods, exercises I could be doing to get rid of that, and maybe get some nice abs going?Been hearing about this HIIT.
