I can't bring myself to lift one more weight. I need serious motivation. Even on the days when I can get myself started, I lose steam after 10 or 15 minutes. This is a big step down from a month ago when I was doing 30-45 minutes of weight training three times a week.

Does anyone have any advice? I work out at home with free weights, by the way, so I have considered going to the gym and using the machines. I think a big downside to dumbbells and such are the strain they're putting on my body. That may sound silly to you big, strong guys, but I have a low pain threshold. Machines would eliminate this, but then again, the benefits decrease. Oh, what to do, what to do.

Tell yourself to MAN UP. Plan out your session in advance, reps, sets and exercises. Listen to loud, powerful music.

I recommend you set a goal maybe get a motivation pic like a really attractive built guy.
Machines are for girls, its just a way of lowering your impact and therefore results/time

we cant motivate you, you have to motivate yourself. if you lose steam after 10 15 mins, then obviously you dont have what it takes to be a fucking powerhouse carved from granite
