Hello /fit/I've got a problem. A back problem. I get periods where my back feels twisted and painful. Sometimes I have to lie down on a flat surface to feel as if I'm straightening it. I'm about to make a doctors appointment. The pain is almost directly where my solar plexus is, but on the reverse side (my back).Any tips on stuff I can do to prevent this?Picture not related.
