ive been missing guy for the past week due to school starting again and me having such a hard time w/time managment, i need a way to waste some energy quickly before i can fall asleep tonight. i need something kinda brutal but quick to do w/o weights in my house..
like 1 legged squats, barrel rolls, ect please help /fit/

burpees with a jump and pushup during it is a pretty good way to use up energy without weights

Circuit training is worse, man.

it goes something like this:

1. running in place, knees as high as possible. bring each knee up 10 times.
2. burpees. 10 times.
3. 5 clapping push-ups.
4. 10 jumping jacks.
5.rest 30 seconds and repeat.
