how does /fit/ gain muscle/bulk quickly.
im around 5'8, 64kg, not that much muscle, but more than my emo friend.
whats the easiest and quickest way to gain bulk (mainly around upper body, my legs are alright) without going to the gym? like bedroom exercises.
plus wanna get a tonned six pack.

Without a gym, Possible... but at 140lb like yourself and no gym. Gaining muscle quick isn't an option for you Anon. best advice i can give you is using body weight exercises, look for a jail style workout. decline and incline push ups or push ups inbetween chairs. ( three chairs, 1 for your feet 1 for each hand) .... dips for tri's will help with arm size ( example would be facing the roof, put your feet on a chair, or elevated surface, then your arms on the edge of another elevated surface like your bed etc. your body would hang between the chair and the bed. then use your arms to lower your body down then back up ) Abs are easy, reverse crunches, reg crunches, the plank.. etc..

Weighlifting. Buy some (heavy lol) weights and use them in your bedroom, look up exercises you can do with them online. Make sure you eat enough low-fat proteins and complex carbohydrates though otherwise you won't gain any weight.

all my diet consists of now is biscuits, lemonade, hot chips at uni, occasionally breakfast and a good dinner (ie. steak, pasta, taco, pizza, what evers on)

Don't listen to these faggots. Here are some tips you can use.

To bulk up/gain weight quickly, you need to boost your calorie intake. Around 2-3K a day is fine for your weight. Get lots of protein and carbs--carbs help your body use protein for muscle growth.

Do bodyweight exercises. Low reps with weights--this can be done by wearing a backpack with x pounds of shit inside. Given your weight, try picking up a 10-20 pound bag of flour or sand and putting it in there, then doing pushups. Bodyweight squats with milk jugs full of sand/water. Pullups, you'll be fine doing them normally for awhile. Lastly, crunches. Take a 10-20 pound bag of flour, hold it to your chest and do crunches.

All you require with this is basically 2 milk jugs full of dirt and a heavy bag of flour.

Well, first off of we've all got these things called genetics. These will ultimately determine weather or not you're capable of developing big time muscles, like the one in the OP's picture.

We can all gain muscle mass but due to our genes there IS a point where you'll "platue" or flatline without the help of juice.

Anyway, for biceps try static arm curls. You'll need two dumbells. Have one in each hand, bring one arm HALF way up to your shoulder in a curling motion, now leave it there and FLEX. Use the other arm to do simple bicep curls.

Static arm curls are serious business and you'll see results right away if you're doing it right.

see my dad is acutally quite tank, done gridion, been bouncer all that, currently tiler.
im almost as tall as him, yet he is massive.
i think the main thing i need to change is my diet for 1 and actually do more exercise, and more spedialty exercises as you guys stated.
currently going to uni, driving 500km there and back a week + some running around town. and when i get home, basically sit at my pc and lurk /b/, play COD4 or talk on msn.

I kayak pretty much every other weekend now, mountain bike, rock climb, and I'm not bad at surfing. Doing all those things really doesn't leave me a need to work out with weights and such.. Just keeping myself active. Also, wtf is up with the crotch veins in OP's picture? Is he injecting his stomach with steroids?
