Dear /fit/,I am 15 and looking to get into better shape. I'm 5'8 and weigh 130. I have good arm build, (I think) but my mid section is kind of wimpy. I have a layer of fat covering this and I want my abs to show. I'm looking for someone to help me with things I should eat, shouldn't eat, how much to eat, and someone to help me know what I need to do to lose that weight there and gain the muscle.I'm extremely committed to doing whatever it takes to get into this kind of shape.
eat fruits, veggies, proteins (eggs, healthy meat) and do ab excersise so work abs
I have been doing some ab workouts but I don't think their cutting it. Do you know how many sit ups or whatever I should do and what different forms would help ?
