Over the last few weeks, I've inadvertently destroyed my own routine, and I'm pretty sick of my own slacking, so tomorrow it starts again, this time with less awfulnesspls tell me if this is alright, /fit/- 6:00: two sets of 60 pushups, two sets of 25 held crunches (4-5 seconds each)- when finished (hopefully around 7:30): jog for 30 minutes- before bed: 2x60 pushups and 2x25 held crunches againFortunately, my eating habits have stayed healthy, I'm just worried about whether or not this will be enough cardiothanks guise
