/fit/,I've decided it's time to move on to dragon flags.I have done some of them yesterday, today my abs hurt like a motherfucker, and so does my neck.How do i do the dragon flag correctly? Where should i concentrate m body mass? (not the neck,obviously)pic related

If that picture is you, you're doing it wrong.You don't have to go all the way up to verticle with you're body. Infact i would say that's bad at you then relax there before you go back down.
