well... i could keep the workout in about 60 minutes, but its pretty hard.
lets just count lets say you do an exersice for 2 minutes, and rest 1 minute: 2x1x5(sets) = 10 minutes x 6 exercises = 60 minutes
also for compound exericeses such as squats, deadlifts, pull ups, bench press, rest period is about 2-3 minutes
