I'm looking to change my diet.

Attached is something I've come up with from fitday.com. Note that I live on campus and do not currently own a mini-fridge nor do I have any whey, so everything is going to have to be bought from the campus cafeterias.

I weigh 165lbs, 5'8'' and plan on starting the stronglifts routine next week. Looking to lose fat and gain mussel (inb4 you can't bulk and cut at the same time).

Should I be eating more or less? As it is, I'm having 3 meals a day with a snack of yogurt sometime during the day.

My post work out meal would be the same as dinner (chicken breast).

What should I add or remove from my diet?

OP here:
Forgot to mention that the image is missing hamburger buns, tomato, lettuce and onions and a bit of ketchup. So my calorie intake would be a bit higher (I'd estimate 200 calories moar), and my carbs would be higher too.
