hello /fit/

so i started playing racquetball on fridays. This is the third week and it's a nice break from running. I'm cutting right now so cardio gets pretty old. heres my question:

if we're playing for 3+ hours, i need protein and carbs halfway through or i'll burn through my muslces. what's a good drink to bring with that won't get warm after a few hours?
Most of my shakes are with milk and i'm guessing that would taste rather poor after sitting in a gym bag for an hour or two plug the time it takes us to get there...

anyone have any magic drinks that give you everythign you need that can be drank after a few hours?
