Hey /fit/,
I was wondering if you could give me some tips, I'm currently 330lbs, and haven't got much muscle to speak of, but I woke up today and decided I wanted to get in to shape.
My average days food currently consists of:
Breakfast: Three fried egg sandwiches; cheese; tomatoes; lettuce; fried onions; mayonnaise; three chocolate-chip pancakes; five-egg omelette; three sugar-coated slices of French toast; bowl of grits; two cups of coffee
Lunch: Half-kilogram (one pound) of enriched pasta; two large ham and cheese sandwiches with mayonnaise on white bread; energy drinks
Dinner: Half-kilogram of pasta, with carbonara sauce; large pizza; energy drinks
It's pretty healthy I think, although maybe more fruit and veg?
Also what exercises should I do? I went for a walk today and I feel much better for it, should I just stick to that?
Is there any other cardio I could do? I don't want to do weights though, as I'm not interested in getting xbox hueg muscles.
