Wanking, /fit/.

I know it's been pretty well established at this point that masturbation does not cause hairy palms, baldness, or madness. Nevertheless, I (having avoided masturbation for more than three days now) find that I'm well, a bit more driven and have more energy than when I jerked off once daily or more. Is there something to the logic that manually quenching your own sex drive reduces a man's motivation to do well, anything?

Just avoid it a few hours before exercising and don't do it more than once a day, that's what I do.

post coitus, testosterone levels dramatically rise to peak @ 7 days after last orgam. then they drop.

from a performance view, 'sex' in one way or another every 7 days is best.

paraphrase of a chinese study. on the affects of testosterone levels, performance, and sex

>they drop
They plateau, but they don't crash as they do after sex or masturbation.

NO they DROP

max test levels reach PEAK after 7 days, then they drop down to starting levels (ie. directly post coitus) after x amount of time, THEN plateau

I know the study you're talking of since it's the only one that's all we have to go on but the effects of sex hormones and sex drive is complicated to say the least.

Not beating off for a while generally does make you a little more driven in any case, which is likely alot to do with Luteinising hormone(LH) as well as the big T.
There's no statistically significant effect on mass related changes though.
