Weight - 154lb (guess)

Bench - 0.71
( but I'm going to lift a lot more next time, newbie fitfag)

other stuff: dunno. I can't seem to do much on squat at all - just because I'm using a barbell at home and I don't know a safe way to dismount if it's heavier than I can lift overhead...

Try to work toward squatting more than 2x your weight. No one with big legs has a small upper body...your body will grow with your legs. Mas testosterone.

>>111305

You sir, are strong.

One of the few strong men in this forum.

I weigh 145lbs, but really I don't know how I weigh that much, I'm really skinny.
After 2 months working out:
Squatz - 0.82
Bench - 0.55
pretty sure I can push my squatz a fair bit further than that though, never really pushed myself on it. That's like 60kgs, and on the incline leg press I can do 100kgs so...

I don't deadlift atm, I need to get someone to show me how really.
Overhead? what's that?
>> Anonymous
Squat - 0.85
Bench - 0.75
Deadlift - unknown (don't have bars that can be deadliftet at gym ;__;)
Overhead - 0.50

Shitty shitty stats, so sad to see them lined up against real athletes and musclemen.

Been working out for a couple of months, no real plan but improvements only begun when I started squats recently (2-3 times a week 5x5 at 80%). My bodyweight is still way too low, should probably eat more but too poor.
>> Anonymous
weight 215
squat 1.6
bench 1.35
deadlift 1.8
overhead 0.9

i hate it that my squat and deadlift improve much slower than bench & overhead

Been working out for about a year, but it's been about a month since I did anything serious. My current stats are:

Weight - 210 (I need to lose about 30 lbs)

Deadlift - 1.56
Squat - 2.02
Bench - 1.07
Leg Press - 2.86
Overhead - .76
Curls - .47
>> Anonymous
>>111828
why do i think you squat a little too high..
>> Anonymous
Wow, I thought I was a light-weight at 152, but I'm actually right in the middle.

Weight: 152 lbs.
Bench: 1.45
Squat: 1.28
Deadlift: 1.41
Overhead press: .63

Gotta work on my SQWAUTZ but I have weird, long legs
>> Anonymous
Height: 1.83
Weight: 93 kg

Squat: 160 kg
Bench: 130 kg
Deadlift: 140kg
Overhead: 55 kg :(

The heavier guys shouldn't get discouraged. Dividing lifts by bodyweight ALWAYS gives the lighter lifter an advantage. That is, a 200-pound guy who Deadlifts 3x his bodyweight is better, comparatively speaking, than a 130-pound guy who Deadlifts 3x his bodyweight.

There's some coefficient table somewhere that puts all bodyweights on an equal curve, but I can't seem to find it.
>> Anonymous
Found it.

>>111948

That's interesting, thanks for the new bookmark. But are you sure that's accurate for every lift. I mean, I see that it would make sense for exercises where you're moving most of your body around like squats and deadlifts. But what about benching? Why would an extra hundred pounds mean that you're suffering compared to a lighter person?

I don't know the biomechanical reasoning behind the table (might have something to do with the fact that as weight increases, height also increases which leads to longer ranges-of-motion and longer lever-arms).

But I do know it's a fact that straight dividing lifts by bodyweight is unfair to the heavier. The world record Deadlift for a 130-pound guy is like 5x bodyweight, while for a 300-pound guy it's like 3x.

And I do believe the coefficients apply to every Powerlift and total.

Only applies once you start getting past 220-240 pounds.

probably similar to the reason why cells divide

at weight of 250 lbs.

bench: 1.54
squat: 1.94
dead lift: 2.22
I don't do military.

if I drop to my ideal 8% bodyfat, those numbers inflate, obviously. immediate goal is to have all above 2.0, eventually above 2.5-3.0.

Weight - 240

Deadlift - 2.71

Don't do overhead max, but I used to clean a while back, would be around 1.1 for cleans.
