In just about every thread in /fit/ someone mentions HIIT. It seems to be the be all and end all around these parts, the solution to every single query in every single thread.

I've done a little bit of looking up (the Wikipedia page is no use whatseover, but I found quite a few pages on it here and there) but while there was lots of info on how it works etc., there was very little specifics in terms of what to actually do.

I thought it would be more effective to simply ask the people of /fit/ to lay out precisely what I need to do. What excercises, when, how many, and for how long. Basically someone give me a schedule.

I've never really had an excercise regimen before, so I need help. I'm 5'8" and 149 lbs. There's only so much that webpages can tell me, I need advice from actual people like you guys. Thanks in advance.

Pic unrelated, but cool as hell don't you think?

Fuck you. I have and I did. Typical of the selfish, hateful attitude we need less of on this site.

How about shut the fuck up and learn to use google. You're answer was in at least 4 of the links on the first page.

Consider the fact that HIIT on a machine and outdoors on a track/road are two different things and one extremely more difficult, take your guess which one is harder then you know yourdoinitright.
