Ok /fit/ I'm trying to simply lose weight not gain any more muscle I just need to quickly lose fat, the vegetarians I know are all very thin and I was curious if I stopped eating meat at least for a while would that actually cause me to lose weight? I'm currently 5'11" 190.

I know it probably would not be the most healthy thing possible but thats secondary to what I want right now.

Who the fuck cares what you think? You come here and post a useless thread expecting us to fall to our knees and do everything for you (or more likely you are attention whoreing). /fit/ isn't a beginners guide, do your own fucking research on getting started then come back with intermediate/advanced questions.

All I'm wondering is if cutting meats from your diet completely would increase weight loss? If someone knows the answer a "Yes it will" Or "Yes but barely" or "No it won't" is all I'm looking for, I didn't expect to piss off some elitist faggot who seems to only be here to troll.

It's a stupid question, and we CANT give you a definitive answer. You can eat 6000 calories a day or whatever, getting super fat without touching a single piece of meat.
