So, I have just aquired a basic weight bench. I'd like to start lifting, and want to focus on both strenth and size gain.It doesnt seem like it would be easy to squat with my current set up, but if I'm wrong let me know.Can /fit/ reccomend a basic routine, and a site that shows how to do the lifts? I have no money for a gym membership, and I'm tired of being chubby.I only have minor weightlifting experience, and only with squats, deadlifts, and benching, as thats all they really had me do in class back in highschool.
Dude wtf, where is your aeroplane? You need a lot more than that to squat.
