I'm the luckiest fuck on this board. I live right next to the hardest uphill terrain race (or whatever the fuck it's called in English) in northern Europe, so cardio is pretty easy for me. It basically consists of 20 minutes of stairs to the top of a mountain, then roughly 40 minutes of jogging to get back down. I've lost 8 kilos in two months doing that... just need to lose another 3 and I should have a six pack.
