Trouble getting to sleep, then staying asleep.I don't exercise enough (1/2 hour swimming lengths per week, 2 sessions per week).Started classes in september. So even if I DO want to get to sleep at a good time, I don't have the time for it! It's going to be a painful year.I'm trying to rest more, eat better, exercise longer (and more frequently), taking vitamin supplements (mostly for the immune system).The problem I have is: I have these terribly sunken eyes. They're getting worse and worse. Skin is taking on a light shade of grey and purple. It's gone all soft and loose. I can see THREE lines in the skin under my eyes. This is totally a self conscious issue. What can I do to get rid of this look of sleep deprivation? Besides what I'm currently doing.
