i do chest workout 3x a week. my chest workout includes Flat bench, Decline bench, Flat bench flies, Decline flies, and Overhead dumbbell pullovers. Then a super set of dips after that.
These are my sets: Bench press: 1x15 1x10 1x8 1x6 1x4 Decline Bench: 1x15 1x10 1x8 Flies: 1x15 1x10 1x8 Decline flies: 3x8 Dumbbell pullovers: 1x15 1x10 1x8 Dips: Superset (1x as many reps until failure)
I do this chest workout monday, wednesday, and friday. Plus 2 other muscle groups per day with it on those days. so you should be fine doing multiple chest workouts weekly. Oh and im not sure if the dips really work your chest to much i just like to do them.
