Sup /fit/,
I just moved and no longer have consistent access to a gym. I used to go 4 days a week, but probably won't be getting to go much at all.

Does /fit/ have any exercise routines that can be done without weights for a month or two until I can get going back to the gym. I have one of those Men's Health 15 minute workouts and have been doing 3x20 push-ups and sit-ups when I get up in the morning.

Had surgery a few months ago, fully recovered now but lost a good 10 lbs while down. Wondering if maybe running would cause me to lose more weight, since I'm already on a pretty fine line with the intake/output. My goal was to spend the early part of the year bulking and then knowing I'd be moving, spend this time running to cut wieght, but with the surgery that fell to shit.

Pushups, situps, ball pushups, diamond pushups, tricep pushups, held leg pushups. Planks, one handed planks (lay on your side, extend your arm to the ground and put all your weight on that arm and one foot, swap when you fail), superman extensions.
