Sup guys.
I'm 16 and need to gain alot muscle in the next 6 months as I got through to some pro tug-of-war thing (i know it sounds really stupid but it's a big thing where i live).
I have little money but i can probably put only around $80 in to do this.
I'm not skinny but i'm not exactly fat either.
So what do I do? Focus on lifting weights or what? I'm kind of stuck and have done heavy research but i still have no clue.
All help appreciated.

buy some creatine I think that is how it is spelled BUT STAY THE FUCK HYDRATED you will gain muscle mass and you'll increase your muscle gain speed ( If you don't stay really hydrated every muscle in your body will cramp up and you will have to be put on an IV extremely horrible pain) =]

You don't need the creatine hombre.

Buy a good 6 month gym membership and then read Starting Strength. Follow it exactly as prescribed and in 6 months you'll be many times stronger and bigger than you are now.

Agreed, fuck the creatine, your money is best spent on either a gym membership or some second-hand weights (at least around here, weight equipment is cheap, lazy people buy it thinking it'll magically make them strong).

You need to get strong, lift weights. Nothing really substitutes for free weights.
