>>373709 Thanks, this sounds like a really good idea, and it is what I would do when i was younger now that I think about it. Just hope I have the balance :P
But I was hoping that there would be something I could do that could enhance my efforts in addition to getting some serious biking in. Like an exercise that helps make the leg muscles that biking uses stronger.
