maybe a lot of people have asked the same thing already, but I want to know how does /fit/ works those abs
I want to ask you if you could give me some tips on how to get really good results
btw i'm not fat, i go to a gym and all but i just don't feel like i'm doing things the right way

Anywho, just decrease your calorie intake and start doing HIIT 3 days a week and 1 hour cardio on the days your not doing HIIT. Also w/ the cardio you should be lifting too to increase metabolism etc. Just keep on going at it and it should go down.
