So I've been eating turkey meat for the last 4 months and I finally get a hold of some fresh beef tenderloin, I slice it up and cook it with some veggies, and thoroughly enjoy it. Weird thing is, afterward I felt really depressed and out of energy. Wtf? Explain this phenomenon.
