Lost a lot of weight over the course of a year, but now fighting a "Mother's Apron" of loose belly flesh.

Any suggestions?

start of slow. make jogging a habit. at first you will hate it, but after a month of daily jogging it will be second nature. get a skipping rope and do some high intensity skipping if you want. go swimming if you can. try not to each as much. all common sense really.

give it a few months for your skin to adjust. Drink lots of water.

I went from 220-130 in 2006 and I don't have loose skin now

How many of these threads will I have to respond to with "Sand it off with a belt sander" before we can get a FAQ stickied?

That with weight training helped me lose the fat to begin with. Just dealing with the loose flesh now.

Will try more of this, Thanks.

This shit works wonders on loose skin.

Description:
Emollient ointment for mammary glands, auxiliary in beats, bruisings, and inflammatory processes of the skin, PROTECTS AND SOFTEN SKIN RESTORING HIS ELASTICITY.

Unfortunately is only sold in Mexico, I've heard is widely used in by gym athletes, since it helps with heavy muscular aches, in fat persons helps taking back the skin strength, placing it back where it should be.
