I wish to be /fit/
Hey there /fit/, with the summer near and all, I want to start losing weight. I don't want to be super skinny or ripped, just would like to be able to trim off 20 or 30 pounds by the end of the summer. I'm not sure whether that's a realistic amount.

What's an ideal weight to lose during the summer? I don't excercise very much, but I'm not obese or anything just thick I guess.

What's a good, light starting excercise? That's basically what I'm trying to ask here.

Running. Jogging. Anything Cardio really.

How long should I do that? Or could I just do that whole summer and see some good results?

I've also got a lot of...junk in the thigh area. How could I get rid of that. That area is what concerns me most.

I believe 20-30 minutes is good, however you have to "mix" up your routine. You should do one day cardio, the next day weight lifting.

Also, split your meals into 5 400-calorie meals throughout the day. This will encourage your metabolism.

As for your thigh problem... I don't really know much about that so I can't help you much there..

Ironically, I also have the goal of losing roughly the same amount as you, so we'll see how it goes.

I've applied for a monthly pass at the fitness centre near my house, so it should be good.

That seems like a good plan

Thank you.

I'm not sure whether I want to lost 30 pounds, I just want to lose enough weight to which it's noticeable.

I wish to have the ladies like me more than just a friend

Stop trying to rape them. That usually works.
