I've reached a flat in my dieting process. I eat low calorie meals and exercise for at least an hour a day. Please indicate a way to change this situation.

eat a lot of clean stuff, don't go for the cake or chocolate or whatever.
or (really unreliable) drink heavily for one day, I've read on t-nation that alcohol boosts metabolism.
