Hello /fit/izens.

I'd like to start strength training with dumbbells, and I've found a website with exercises you can do with them (http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/dumbbellexercises.html), but I'm not sure how much weight to start off with.

I can do a maximum of 9 curls at 10kg (about 22lb) if that helps.

Pic unrelated but it's the kind of body I'd like to get, if you know what I mean.
