Hay hay hay!

I have back pain!

A bit lower than pictured!

What now?

What is causing this?

An American lifestyle in which you hunch your back and hold your shoulders poorly.

I'm not Amerikkan. It probably is posture problem though. I've been sitting on my computer this week for 15 hours every day. Thanks.

Try sitting on a chair instead of a computer.

I had many kinds of back problems and it is my experience that a bit of rehab won't help at least not in the long run. Lifting weight and exercises for the whole back and whole body did the trick for me. I think its important to train the whole range of movement including turning and bending of the spine. Carefully, of course. I had severe pain in the same spot as OP due to my scoliosis and especially twisting and turning my back was painful. But only since I incorporate this movements in my training I saw improvement.

I'm American, and I think I have good posture after working on it for a long time. Please, show me in some way what proper posture would look like.
