Routine
I start with squats as I work-out as soon as gym opens so I like to "claim" the squat racks before they are taken
Squats: 6x6 150 pounds (Have only been squatting for 3 weeks, can't do my weight yet)
Lunges: 70 pounds, 6x7, I don't think lunges are girly, I think they work out the legs quite nicely.
Bench, 6x6 140 pounds. No spotter, can't do more weight but I could if I tried.
Curls, 80 pounds total, 6x6
these are the main things that I get through each time I am at the gym. I add in a few more things but change it up regularly. But these are the core of my workout.
