hey, i have been in martial arts for a majority of my life now. and out of respect for the art i want to become the best fighter i can. i am already better than average but i feel that a better diet, more running and a harder exercise schedule would make me faster and stronger. i can handle the exercise and running part but i know exactly shit about nutrition.tl dr i need a diet so i can get into fighting shape. i am going to be a heavyweight no matter what so weight loss isnt as important as strength flexibility speed and endurance.
