Dear /fit/

Should I get lypo? I think if I drop 25-30 lb or so, I would feel 8,000x better. I am about 26lb above my body mass index..

I am not gaining weight, but am not losing it fast at all. I have a full time job and an extra part-time job doing labor, and I don't sit around all day. I eat well enough and don't gorge myself, but i'm not exactly dieting either.

Anyone have any horror stories to convince me not to?

Stop being fucking lazy and go for a 30 ming jog 3 days a week and drink lots of water and stop drinking coke..

ffs. you shoudn't have to do something this drastic.

8,000x better huh? Wowza.

Dieting is practically free compared to how much you will be paying for lypo.

Lipo is only good for sucking out small amounts of fat in troublesome areas like the stomach or thighs, areas that some people can't seem to lose fat from no matter what they do. This is assuming that the person is healthy and active, but still can't lose fat from those areas.

If you lost such a huge amount of fat in such a short amount of time, you'll end up with a lot of excess skin, much like those other lazy fatasses that took the easy way out with gastric bypass surgery.

That shit costs a hell of a lot more money then eating healthy and exercising. Just do it right or don't do it at all.
