rage at cal calcul. Anonymous
calorie calculators piss me off. I find them so subjective I don't know how to input data into the god damn things.

I'm trying to determine my daily cals. I can have huge variances depending how I interpret the data I put in.. also I see many kinds of websites for this, so which one do you guys like? I weight lift twice a week for 1 hr as hard as I know how, bicycle daily for 4 miles each way in 20 minutes as hard as I can because I hate being needlessly early at my terrible job, walk fast and furiously as a shift leader responsible for a huge ass store with about 100 questions being asked of me 7 hrs a day, that is the 5 days a week I work. and let's just say averagely the rest of my time gets absorbed like a loser on websites like this sitting at my computer.

how the hell do I put that information into a calculator? the idea makes me rage. I'm fighting with this calculator now http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc

5'6 145lbs male 26 yrs know cardio except cycling and speedwalking mentioned above

Okay better question: is it alright to bounce around between 2100 cals and 2600 cals ? As long as that extra energy is spent it's fine right? i mean i guess the body doesn't mind these hot peaks and valleys

21 21 26 21 26 21 26

or whatever the hell the next calculator number will tell me

okay this one I picked Somewhat Active ( 1-3 days per week ). Although I bike and speedwalk daily I don't think those count as the kind of "Active" this site is looking for.

2600
