Do sprint training, IE HIIT.

That'll help you're top end speed. Only do it like 3 days a week though, you need the recovery time.

Also, squat

Get a bike and ride it on the gear the requires most paddling (first one or last one?, can't remember) and go uphill.
If you use a car or bus to get anywhere now use the bike.

Seriously my friend got with a bike everywhere and he can run like the motherfucking wind.

maybe you just need to push yourself and eat more.

btw, you're not 5%

I seriously doubt you're 5% with those other stats.

michael johnson was fast as hell even without the juice. here's his training philosophy, he trains lots of NFL speed freaks.

Just because you dont feel pain, doesnt mean that your muscles dont need rest you piece of shit

Yeah, if you want to get better at sprinting, sprint a lot.

There's technique and form to sprinting as well but if we're talking about exercises . . . then sprinting will be one of the best.

Beyond that, any exercise that builds power in your legs. People neglect their calves but they are very important for explosion in running. Squats, as cliche as it is, will also help.

Make sure you stretch your legs out really well AFTER you do any heavy lifting, though.

Didn't work out hard enough. I don't care what you say about "max weights". If you're not sore at all then you didn't go hard enough.

I agree. I was 5'10 162 in highschool (wrestler) and had a shit-ton of muscle mass for my height and was 8-9% at best.

Plyometrics.. Look into them.
They're all about jumping; distance, height, speed, etc.
Simply fantastic for explosion, which is basically what football is all about.
Good luck brah
