Hi /fit/ how do you avoid eating when you are bored (and not especially hungry). I've lost around 85lbs in the past 10 months eating around 1500 calories a day (eggs, tuna for the most part) and working out (1hr biking, light strength training - pullups, pushups, dips, squats, curls). I had a moment of weakness at the store and bought some tastier things (cashews, string cheese, pepperoni, buffalo wings). These aren't really terrible for you, but I'll end up eating 2000-2500 calories instead of my usual 1500 with these around.

Luckily I only go to the grocery store once every 2-3 weeks, so no matter what this stuff will be gone in 1-4 days.

How can I avoid going overboard eating these things that taste so much better than tuna?

It's ok, I got booted out for beating up a cop while drunk after being ordered not to drink.

So clearly your self-control is at a maximum.

How do you avoid not NOT eating when you're bored? I could sit all day on my comp or gaming systems and not eat a single fucking thing. I just drink lots of water cause the mini fridge is so close, but that's it. I need to eat more :(
