Diet and exercise, fatty. August is like 22 weeks away. At your weight you could probably lose some quick pounds then average 3lbs a week afterwards.
In 22 weeks you could lose between 40 and 75lbs. That is like 3-6 stones, if I remember my units.
Start restricting your calories down to like 2600 a day and exercising on the treadmill and elliptical 45 minutes a day, 3-5 times a week.
Start using weights, 3x10 reps with a weight that makes 10 reps difficult. Ease into it, dont overburden yourself and most fucking importantly DO NOT GIVE UP. DO NOT STOP GOING TO THE GYM. DO NOT START EATING LIKE SHIT.
If you do any of those, get the fuck back on the plan immediately. 22weeks is 154 days. If you can have 125 good, healthy days with the 30 or so 'mistake' days spread out in them, you will achieve your goals.
