Yo /fit/, I need to lose weight and I can't shit. =[.

I'm 6' 6". I went from 286 lbs to 260 lbs from FEB-JUN. I weigh 247 lbs now, and had an overall goal of 240 lbs, but I'd like to loose as much as I can.

I've been run/walking 5 miles every-other day, lifting ever-other day, and take multivitamins + fiber supplement. I say I'm right on course even if I have a big of a gut left. The only problem is that I can't shit.

I shit once a week if I'm lucky. I'm not sure if I'm literally not in-taking enough food TO shit, or if my metabolism is honestly that bad. You'd figure that running 5 miles in the morning would help, but it's not.

Any suggestions on either helping me lose weight faster, be overall healthier on a dirt-poor budget, or to help me drop a load off safely/healthy? I haven't dumped since Thurs, and I really don't want to take a true laxitive. =[[[.

sounds like a dietal imbalance. Make sure you're not only getting enough protein, but enough fiber as well. Eat oatmeal.

Water intake. Double it. Also sit on the can and read a book. Don't strain. Go sit 10 mins after your main meal or evening meal. Eat more green veggies.

So take more fiber than what I'm already supplementing? The directions say up to 3 doses daily, and I'm taking two, and I'm sure I'm getting some fiber from my diet. I just don't want to get like, dependent on something like that. <_< >_>
