I'm starting to completely change my eating habits.

What does /fit/ recommend? I plan on getting a lot of fruit but is there anything else that stands out as a good food, e.g. yoghurts?

Pic unrelated.

If you are doing yogurt, make sure it is fat free and doesn't contain HFCS. Read the label. They will trick you and add in tons of sugar

Meats, plants, unsweetened dairy. Skip anything in a box.

Yum.

think of it this way:

EVERYTIME you are hungry, from now on, whole grains, fruit and or vegetables must pass your lips.

NOTHING ELSE IS FOOD.

do this for a while and processed foods (i.e. candy, sodas, etc) will start to taste like unfresh caca XP
