Arm and Upper Back Workout With Free Weights Anonymous
hey /fit

Anyone else constrained to work their arms/upper back/shoulders with free weights as I am?

If so post your routines, if not give advice on how to help.

I'll go first:

For my arm work out: 3 sets for all

Curl at 35lb on each arm @ reps of 8,

Push Press at 45 lb on each arm @ reps of 10

For my arm work out: 4 sets for all

Curl at 30lb on each arm @ reps of 12,

Simultaneous Hammer Curls of 30lb @ reps of 8-12...wish i had a curl bar :(

French Press at 25-30lb @ reps of 8-12

Skull Crushers at 25-30lb @ reps of 8-12

Back Rows at 30lb @ reps of 8-12

Pullups @ reps of as many as possible (so far, 4x7)
