Sup, /fit/I'm wondering if you have any suggestions for shoulder, back and upper arm excercise, because a while ago i hurt my shoulder while playing football, where i hit myself by a fucking hulk of a dude who was around thirty pounds bigger than me in weight and height.Thing is, if there is any suggestions you could give me as to what kind of things i could do to make my upper back, shoulders, arms and neck stronger, it is hurting like a bitch, even after i went to the doctor and did some rehab and shit.
