Question for you guys.
I need some help cutting.
I've cut and bulked once before, I just finished my second time, but I'm not satisfied with the results.

I cut down and I am at about 158 pounds now. I'm 5'7" and last cut I was only 135 pounds (I gain muscle mass very easily).

Good news, I look better now at 158 than I did at 135. Bad news is that my abs do not show fully, I still have rolls and "flab" on my stomach although my waist is only 30 inches. My abs are somewhat visible, so I know I'm at least below 10% bodyfat, but when I sit or something, I get rolls of the "flabby" kind of subcutaneous fat.
I was told that I shouldn't go below 1800 calories a day if I'm male so I stopped cutting here. Is it okay to go below that?
How can I get rid of this fat around my midsection and make my skin nice and tight?

FYI:
I was a bigger guy most of my life, I was pretty big.
It's not solid fat either. I can grab skin from my midsection and pull it a good three inches but I'm sure it's not just left over skin because I see stories of people fatter than me having tight skin and abs showing after being very heavy.
Pic related. I was not as big as Lee Priest here, yet he has monster abs and I do not.

If you need help killing that extra midsection fat, use CLA.
