the 57% bran one should keep you regular if you feel you're not going to the bathroom enough. If you want taste in your meal go with the 35% caramel delight, I've never tasted the other so I can't say but there in between the two.

I usually eat the 35% DV (of fiber) caramel bars for snacks between classes, etc. and eat the 57% bran cereal for breakfast with some jelly and toast. Shit is SO cash.

yea i personally love their bars they are great...its only 11 grams of sugar to 9 grams of fiber which is a net of 2 grams of sugar....not bad really :) + protein shake is quite tasty/filling for hours....Kroger makes a copycat version that is identical and just as good and cheaper...:)

first, you're going to get really hungry and binge on these bars. if you make it farenough along in the month you're going to notice you feel like shit. if you take it further, you may get sick. eventually, you're going to get so hungry for real food you'll break and binge.
