5'5", 130lbs, 32% bodyfat. (I'm female.)

My workout:

- 1 hour of whatever the fuck my personal trainer says MWF. Half of it is usually SQUATZ while on top of a balance ball. That takes care of my weight lifting so I try not to worry about that.
- 5 minutes warmup, 5 minutes stretch, 5 minutes warmup, do the HIIT mp3 once, 5 minutes cooldown, 5 minutes stretch. 5 days a week.
- take the weekend off.

Obviously not looking to be a bodybuilder, but I'm not gonna be one of those "oh I don't want to be huge teehee I'll just run on a treadmill for 5 hours" bitches. It's not like I'll get huge doing SQUATZ with fucking 10lb dumbbells.

I trust my physical trainer with my weights, so I'm just worried about the cardio I guess.

I asked her for advice on cardio- she recommended 30 minutes 4x a week. When I mentioned HIIT it didn't seem like she knew what I was talking about because she acted like it was really easy to do an hour of it. Just doing 3 minutes of HIIT and I can barely walk.

I'm just really not sure how often or how long to do this shit.

you need to spend 20mins warming up, do the HIIT for 30mins, and cooldown/ stretch for 20mins. Stretching cold muscles does nothing

you are a retard, seriously. You have a personal trainer who doesn't know shit. Go run _OUTSIDE ON THE ROAD_ for 30mins a day, for a few weeks.

don't worry about lifting heavy weights, it's very hard for girls to bulk up without roids, protien suppliments, and serious hours in the gym. Girls with tiny dumbells doing high reps to get 'toned,' so rage worthy. Lift heavy, do HIIT, eat right, you'll burn fat fast.
