cut down on your intake of dairy products (especially cheeses) and 'processed' meats. And just start to explore various methods of exercise to see what ones suit your needs. My personal favorite, which i would suggest since it can be done indoors, is the brazilian martial art/dance "Capoeira". A lot of people have never heard of it before but if you live in a large town there is bound to be some crazy brazilian that teaches it, otherwise there are all sorts of online forums and videos, plus books and dvd's. Its nice because depending on what style you want to practice the most it takes very very very little space and is amazing for a cardio work out

no i mean stop eating shit like deli meats. most of them are mainly just scraps left over on the butchers block. Eat a lot more steak and chicken. Some steak is pretty cheap too. Fish is good but gets kinda boring.

portions can be hard to tell with different people. Our bodies demand various things to keep itself going, especially when we work out. One thing you could do to kind of jump start your metabolism is eat like 5-6 small meals a day instead of 1-2 big ones.

Breakfast i would say is important the more and more serious you are with working out. But really, if you arent hungry in the morning, dont force feed yourself.
