Grip issues while lifting Anonymous
I've just started a workout routine and have been having some issues gripping the weight itself. I'm using dumbbells for basically everything I do since my left and right sides are pretty uneven.

During some exercises, say chest flies or SQUATZ, my grip, wrists, and forearms were giving out before the actual muscle groups I was working were. I was wondering if I should be doing separate exercises for my grip/forearms or if over time it'll even out.

It will even out. If you're not doing them, throw in deadlifts and pullups for extra grip strength goodness.

It'll even out. Add farmer's walks if you want.

Alot of people that are training for grip, swear by Captain of Crush.
Why is that?
I don't see what would be so different, besides probably it's quality and longevity and such.

they are kinda pricey TBH, i'd like it more if they were a little cheaper but they are good quality and it gets the job done

I see, cause I have this el cheapo Sports Authority hand exerciser with 4 buttons.
It gets pretty boring. I heard some people exercise with the Captain of Crush, by holding a strap that has weight on it. So you need to grip extra hard to make sure the strap doesn't fall off.

Know of any other extra things?
