Sup /fit/How come sometimes when you take shits, there is barely any shit on your asshole at all and you can practically get away with not wiping, while at other times there seems to be an endless supply of it?If it's a diet thing, what kind of diets specifically cause such issues?Pic unrelated.

Take a shit before a shower so you are clean. I shit after work outs and sweat lubricates my asshole enough that it flies out at the speed of sound. Also, ever since I started dieting/exercises my shits have been more frequent and less painful.Awesome.Also, why the fuck are we talking about taking shits?
the cleaner you eat the better your shits should be. fruits, nuts, whole grains, lean meats, lots of green vegetables. you'll be shitting like a champ!
