I'm trying to push myself to lose the last 20 pounds I have to lose. If I can keep my lean body mass up while it happens, I'll be at a theoretical 9% body fat when it's up. I mean, some lean mass is expected, but I'm also doing protein supplementation throughout the day, 6 meals per day, heavy lifting every second day alternating between upper and lower body, and trying to maintain a good ratio of carbs/protein/fat every day. As it stands, my energy intake ratio is about 50% carbs, 30% protein, 20% fat.
Some days the protein and carbs switch around. Depends on if I eat meat that day or not.
Wish me luck.
Note, I don't expect to lose 20 pounds by the end of August. I expect to lose about 10. However, hopefully the ECA stack plus a combination of HIIT and other such regimens targets the fat loss mainly from stored body fat and less from lean body mass.
