Alright /fit/, I need some tips on how I can do a good workout, that'll also be getting me a 6 pack at the same time. Tips for Biceps and Triceps are also accepted. I weigh 162 lbs, and i'm 5'11.
google some workouts. eat protein. you can only get a 6 pack if your genetics are good. good luck.
