Hello /fit/,I want to become XBOXHUEG, the thing is I really don't have a plan. I have been going to a gym for about 6 or 7 months, but the whole time I have been using those little machines like butterflies and so on. Now, 2 weeks after getting a new fitnessplan, which involves Benchpressing and free weights and shit (Can't do squatz, I can't go down all the way unfortunaly), I think I am on the right path. Everything cool, use lots of weight, less repetitions and so on I think but then there is my nutrition. I usually eat everything what you put on a plate in front me, means, I don't really care. The only thing I started to is eating alot of proteins and instead of kids cereals oatmeal. And now I want to ask you guys for general advice and to rate something specific, its something I want to eat on a regular basis.Every 100g (A whole package) has:252 kcal17g of proteinsCarbs 1g (0,9 of it are sugarfat 20gYes, no, maybe?Thanks in advance. inb4troll.

Anyone can do squats. Start with the bar alone, if you have to, but squat, son.

start with bodyweight if you have to, but you need to do em SQUATZ and go all the way down and use perfect form.
