>>46730 you do want to stick with protein, though. eggs, soy (especially soy milk. you can replace regular milk in your diet with it altogether), beans, meat, etc. i've always been one of those really skinny girls with a metabolism like yours, but i went up a pant size recently sheerly from muscle gain. i was skateboarding about 40 miles weekly, though. the point is if i can gain muscle weight accidentally, it shouldn't be terribly difficult for you to do if you stick to a diet heavy on healthy proteins, some carbs, and plenty of fruits and vegetables (for your macronutrient) AND YOU MUST EAT BANANAS IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE EXERCISING!
