How many meals do you guys have per day? I'm trying to gain weight and muscle and am stuffing myself with food at every opportunity. I'm not eating any junk/fast food and drink water exclusively except for when I go to the gym and drink Gatorade. I'm trying to get 7 meals in per day but I cannot cook and I am usually only able to get about 4 meals per day.

Also, is bacon really unhealthy for you? If I eat bacon in the morning will it clog my arteries or other bad things?

I eat 4 or 5 times a day. And bacon is fine in moderation, it's a little too fatty for my taste.

Morning, egg and ham sandwich or crossiant with skim milk, before class.

Lunch between classes a burger or steak.

Right out of class in the afternoon, a protein shake or another burger.

In the evening, probably a full steak if I had one thawing.

At night, maybe a turkey sandwich or something.
