what does /fit/ eat on a daily basis?
i need some healthy reccomendations...all i ever eat is junk.
im 5'9" and 230lb. most of it is fat. i wanna trim most if not all the fat, get down to like 160lb and then bulk up to 190lb.
advice plz.

Stop eating out. Start cooking your own food.

Eat nothing out of a box. Shop around the perimeter of your supermarket. Cook your meals ahead of time and keep clean food on you so you never have an excuse to snack on shit.

It's not complicated, just hard.
