because a good balance of nutrients is needed to live you dumbfuck, and then you'll end up binging back up to 300 pounds when your body demands them again

do you also fail to realize fruits/vegetables have carbs too? Just cut out your shitty soda (50g of sugar per can? nothx), candy, cookies, etc. stupid fatty

you can live indefinitely without carbs, your body will adapt most readily to fat as an energy source.

but it's hard to stay on the diet very long due to the fact that a lot of people will quit, it takes months of strict diet to be able to successfully convert from glycogen as your main fuel source to fat.

I eat around 20-40g of carbs a day (fiber not included) and I probably have more energy now than I ever did in my life, I can fast for 20-24 hours and still be able to train under 85% MHR for at least an hour without ill effects. Before I had trouble keeping my energy levels that high for very long and I was eating a lot.

Once you tap into your bodies true potential, what it's made to do will you ever realize what you've been missing out on. Right now I've been fasting for 14 hours and feel like I could go set a PR for my 5000m row

Hey, I know it's not exactly good for me, but it isn't going to hinder weight loss, is it?

because the inuit, masai, and the bushmen all die of heart attacks. their diets, contain at least 85% of their calories from animals.

these people live lives far healthier than ours, but we continue to rely on medical technology to keep us going.

Read up on Weston Price, a pioneer in nutrition, this guy had the RIGHT idea in the 1930's, by studying non-westernized aboriginals and how they weren't affected by "Western Diseases". Unfortunately his ideas were plagued by the westernization and industrialization of agriculture and the imminent threat of WWII calling for cheap calories (thus making corn king, and inefficient feed-lot cattle also king)

People keep forgetting that carb tolerance varies greatly between people. Some people handle them very well; other not so much. If you're extremely overweight it's a good bet your body doesn't handle them very well.

There is the other side of the coin however. Some people are very good at metabolizing carbohydrates. In that case they become a VERY good source of fuel. I know personally it'd be hard for me to keep running 12 miles a day if I didn't get in my 500+ grams of carbs.

where are you getting your sources on this? i doubt you are directly reading his literature first hand.

this is not an attack, i agree with MUCH of what you say from a clinical/medical perspective (although still unproven, due to the 'powers that be' and the promotion of Corn/Soy, agriculture, modern society, etc).
i would like to read more primary source documents on this topic, as i feel this stuff is EASILY manipulated by the shucksters selling their koolaid
