Okay so I started running and everything was fine for a while. A few weeks later when I ran I got this pain in one of my toes. It went away whenever I stopped running. But now it's there constantly. Should I be worried, /fit/?

you could have broke it and now it's healed wrong. /fit/ has no xrays.
OP, where specifically is the pain? Do your toes hit the front of your shoe?
