im male 5' 8 and weigh 190 pounds (fat)
im getting my gym membership this week at World Gym and am also gonna take a physical training class at school

the physical training is basically

Monday - Cardio
Tuesday - Weight Lifting
Wednesday - Cardio
Thursday - Weight Lifting
Friday - Cardio/something fun usually football or dodgeball or someshit

after reading /fit/ alot i've decided i wanna get HUEG first and cut my bodyfat later, would doing cardio in P.T. slow down muscle gain?

also since im fat how much food should i eat in order to gain muscle ? what foods?
