Diet related question Anonymous
Ok, So for like 2-3 months I have been ristricing myself to a 1000 kcal a day died, Using a shake system. My question remins not with the shakes, but Today I had planned to move up too 1100 calories for the next month so I can lse any gained weight in the transision process, Getting to my 1800 kcal minimum (1500 plus 300 for the adolecent growth stage).

All up today, I have had 800 kcal(well, I will have ht dinner), Its about 6:15 PM now and I plan dinner to be at about 7:00PM, What should I do to fill in the extra calories either before or after dinner?

The mix itself:
1 Serve (28g)
Protien: 9g
Fat: 1g
Carbs: total-14g
Sugar 7g

Now mixed with 300ml no fat Soy Milk:
Protien: 19g
Fat: 1.3g
Carbs total- 29.5
Sugar - 22g

I'm not exaclly sure of how much weight I have lost, but I have a feeling its 30 kilo+, I know its a pussy weak excuse, but I have been scared to step on scales in case I become an anorexic(Family History, ect. ect)

So you are scared to see about 60lb lost? Just take your weight first thing in the morning on the same day every week, if anything its a motivator to see that you are still losing.

I don't know what you eat outside the shakes, but make sure its protein & good fats based, you wont be needing much in the way of carbs in the evening if you aren't going to be using them.

I used the back of the shake details, I have a feeling that it is less than actually put there. I have been more or less avoiding sugar, except for that in fruit.

Also, my fear is only because people were used to me as a fat cunt and are all like "HURR YOUR SKINNY NOW BRO!!~" (I do school with guidos >.>) And my fear is not being what everyone thinks I am. Apparently, I'm in a (mentally) high risk range for anorexia, and Not losing as much weight as everyone thinks would tip me.

I'll try get some pics and see if /fit/ is interested in helping.
