i gained about 30-40 but alot of it was muscle. Yeah, my waist got bigger but I went from squatting ~300 to 405...same with my deadlift. I also was over head pressing 200lbs.

my freshman college days were pretty much wake up, eat, go to class, eat, go to class, eat, go to the gym, go to work, drink, sleep.

Absolute shit, turns into sugar extremely quickly, has assloads of sodium, barely any protein, and quite a bit of fat. Don't fucking eat it, empty quick-releasing carbs to the max, plus waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much sodium(salt).
