One time I ate eighteen white castle burgers in one sitting, along with like three fries.

I miss being a drunken fat kid.

I've never had In-N-Out Burger, I don't think they're any around here.

Ok guy two things to consider for heart attacks :
- Obesity : it is highly correlated with heart attacks, if you manage to burn enough calories you can eat some of this shit.
- Cholesterol : also highly correlated with heart attacks, it is partly related with genetics partly with food intakes. This shit is full of cholesterol and it won't burn through sports.

Animal-Style Fries

Description: French fries with secret sauce, onions and cheese on top.

Comment: Excellent! I will definitely order these again. Mmmmm…cheesey, oniony goodness!

That doesn't look THAT unhealthy. And it certainly looks better than the grease covered shit in this thread.

I would very much eat it. And anyone who NEVER eats a confection or junk food is a sad person.

It's a thousand island like dressing, with grilled onions. Underneath that is cheese, and underneath that are fries. It's actually pretty good.

In n out tends to be a better choice for fast food. Indeed, that picture looks fatty and it is still fast food. But it's generally better than other chains because they use fresh ingredients.

Their burgers use meat from their own slaughtering company. The fries are made from fresh potatoes they cut there, it isnt bagged frozen crap. This is also why some people dont like their fries. The fries dont taste like mcdonalds fries, they taste like actual potatoes.

If you dont want the bun you can get it wrapped in lettuce, and if you dont want meat you can get grilled cheese sandwiches.

Their shakes are really good too, especially the napoleon. I dont know how they manage to mix it and keep the flavors separated but god it's good.

In'nout is more like your old fashioned hamburger joint of the past than your modern fast food places.

Monstruosity ? That's an average meal for me. Lacks variety though. I'd rather have the other burger be a chicken bucket and have three different sauce.

You can't eat that shit more than once a month and not be fatass. And don't try to sell me 'powerlifter' bullshit.

Pow's diet when he bulks is practically nothing but Ice Cream, Fast Food, and Hot Dogs, he takes in about 4500 calories.

Doesn't look fat to me.

Some people can eat like that a lot. Some people who are bitches call it "dirty bulking." ;)

Just messing mostly, but Jay Cutler says "dirty bulking" and gaining like 20 or 30 pounds of fat is completely unnecessary. He stays under 15% body fat the entire year, where as guys like Coleman can balloon up to 25% or more.
>> Anonymous
>>125889
Its going to your fatass. You could lower your cholesterol and probably increase your gains if you ate as much protein and carbs without as much grease and fat.
>> Anonymous
>>125870

Yes, i know full well what a dirty bulk is, and if you believe anyone in this board can go up to 20% bodyfat and then to 3% every year then you are de-luded.
>> Anonymous
>>125905

I meant its all being used up, dipshit. I take in a lot of protein too.

In-n-Out exists only in california, nevada, arizona and I think utah

Ronnie Coleman:
Contest Weight: 285lbs, 3%fat
=10 lbs of fat

Off Season Weight: 330 lbs
=55 lbs of fat (and a few pounds of water [weight differential + previous body fat])
17% fat

And thats the number he releases as his offseason weight, but it's assuredly higher. Pic related, its off season.

Jay Cutler says he walks around at 15% or so and he looks 10x better than Coleman in the offseason, so I'm certain Coleman is not being entirely truthful with his offseason weight.

Plus, I'm not certain he gets down to 3%, but thats the number you gave.

number 1 forgot pic,
number 2 yeah Coleman isnt someone on this board, didnt follow the links you posted.

Anyone other than a pro probably wont be dropping like that.

Does this mean that preexisting fatty tissue will serve as a bulk when a overweight guy starts to exercise?
>> Anonymous
