OP you barely fucking eat.. what the fuck is your goal?

I do intensive cardio and weight training but I eat like a motherfucker. 2500+ cals a day. Or else I feel like fucking shit and want to pass out during my sessions.

You say you're doing medium weight training.. I personally think you eat too little.. and you should eat more and do cardio to balance the more food you eat.

if you want to gain weight, just lift a lot of heavy compound lifts. you body will have to create more muscle to combat this new workload. everahbody wanna be a bodybuild, but noone wana lift dis hevy ass wait!!!
