Hey /fit/I started HIIT recently because I'm trying to lose some weight ( 5'11" 168lbs ) and I was wondering what's the best way to warm up first? I do 30 seconds jogging, 30 sprinting etc
hi, anonI started HIIT recently as well, and to warm up, I just jog a ways (usually 2-3 minutes) before I start the sprint/jog (30/30) routine; I'm usually fine by then

i usually do 1minute to warm up then start the sprinting right after..1minute sprint..1minute jog
