Ok... so I'm not even a healthy person... and its not since about 2 weeks back i decided to grab hold of my "fatty" problem.

Now, I have been a bit more healthy than I am now, used to jog every morning about 4 km. not that awful lot, but it was basically what i needed to loose weight it seemed.

But since that time, i have started to have a major Coca cola addiction(you know that dude that drinks about 2 Liters of cola a day...O.o...) and its not much health with the food. mostly 3 meals a day, no veggies or fruit even exist in my refrigerator:/. And even thou i don't eat candy or potato chips and stuff, i still got that damn coca cola.

so anyway, i really want to shape up. I'm 25, and seriously want to change my body until i hit 30. I realize off course that I ain't hoping for any full description on how to do this on this very forum, but at least i hope for some book tips on the issue. But any tips and trix will be appreciated.

Start calorie counting.
Build muscle through repetitions.
Don't give up.
It's not that hard.

Also, if nothing else, just cut your calories by 1/3 or 1/2. It might not seem like much but it makes all the difference in the long run.

thanx for the quick awnsers. I have tried all cinds of crazy diets, and reacently started some form of carbohydrate reduction in food. one are supposed to loose weight like crazy (my sis dropped like 15 kg since new year which cant be that bad). Allthou most of these "diets" are offen not healthy, ill think ill atleast try it. combine it with some early morning joggings and see what it leads to.
