Never done a days of exercise for the purpose of improving my physique in my life. I played rugby competitively in my teens, but I have let myself go..

So where do I start?

I started out doing what I knew about calisthenics, then read all about fitness on my own. Slowly becoming stronger, and gaining weight. :D

Running. It's getting to be the perfect running temp outside, so it's the best time to start.

I went on a 1400 calorie diet and bought top shelf cutting supplements (water/fat burners) and went running on the beach, endlessly running. Then when I puked and collapsed I got up, walked home and did the same the next day.

I did that for 3 months before buying a gym membership, reading up on fitness in the mean time.

Similar to what I'm doing, eating six tiny meals a day and run liek fcking. 30 mins every other day until I lose the soreness and then it'll be 30 every day.

If you're not throwing up after you run, you're not working hard enough!

I was staying on that weight for couple years and finally pulled myself together to lose some fat. I didn't want to minimize muscle so while doing cardio I maintained and actually bump up my lifting. As a result I'm currently 150lbs while still benching the same weight, squatting more than I ever did, and also deadlifting more than ever.

Hit the weights and run, it's as simple as that.

I kinda go into this psycho mode when working out, which gets me addicted. It makes me feel alive like the time I used to play rugby. The feeling of ripping a horse's head off with bare hands, when you make a clean tackle, is something I find when I do heavy ass weight SQUATZ.

Reminds me of my first days in the pool, i swam a bit too much for a beginner and i got cramps in my feet and calves the first 4 days, and a couple of times my vision blackened a little as i walked home.
