/fit/ this is my routine as of...what...3 months ago? My aim is just to be healthy, not become Arnold Schwarzenegger or the lean equivalent.

Wake, warm up, sit ups (aim for previous best +5)
push ups (aim for previous best +3)
1 mile run (mostly uphill) followed by some Whey Protein shit

1hr swimming followed by body weight squats

Walk home fastest pace, eat ~150g fresh egg pasta covered in herbs and shit, some Miso soup, herbal tea and a little fruit.

Then some bicep curls, tricep shit, chin ups, weighted squats and lunges...repeat about 5 times.

Then I fill a backpack with some weight and fast walk ~2 miles in a fuckton of layers to sweat like a whore. Then a biiiig salad. Then I get on with my day...

Just wondering...do I need to eat more of anything or perhaps less? I've lost about 14lbs...I never needed to lose weight in the first place to be honest.

>Wake, warm up, sit ups (aim for previous best +5)
Replace with bicycle crunches. When I started out I tried doing situps and couldn't do them. So I did crunches until I could do about 5 bicycle crunches. Now I can do 30 bicycle crunches, and endless situps with no burn at all. If you do bicycle crunches slow and steady you'll get a much better workout. Situps really really suck.
>push ups (aim for previous best +3)
Vary your pushups. Do weighted, elevated feet, guillotine, wide, narrow. Add in pullups, bodyweight squats, lunges, and LOTS of stretching.

Something like 10 hours a week?

12hrs generally. Gets me more than enough coin to get by. That and being a 'weekend soldier'.
