Alright, this is my first time posting on /fit/. I have a serious problem, WHICH IS VERY UNIQUE SO KEEP READING, and I need help.

I'm a kinesiologist and a specialist on biomechanics and exercise physiology (so obviously I dont need help with training). Right now I'm engaged in a special project. I'm trying to gather all the training systems in the world right now and put them down in one book. What I need are the training systems, information about them, how to write them, and so on.

So for example, HIT training.

Information - uses 1 to 2 sets of 15 reps to failure once a week. Encourages use of machines. Claims to build muscle as easily as volume training.

Example:
Bench press - 15 reps / 1 set / once per week.
Shoulder press - 15 reps / 1 set / once per week.

Alright, make you a deal. And I'll probably end up regretting this, but I'm desperate. I'm wayyyyyyy behind schedule and collecting this much info isn't a one man job.

You guys work to send me the info on various programs, including all the instructions and information and such on how to write one. I dont need technical explanations - trust me, I already know how its done. I just need to match up the methodologies with the program names, and the internet is surprisingly lacking.

So here's the deal.

You find the info, and send it to edo_guardian@hotmail.com . The people who give the most productive information, I'll answer all their questions for 2 weeks. You can ask me as many questions as you want during that time and I'll answer all of them, no matter how simple or basic or noobish they might be.

HIT is not 15 reps to failure. It's 8-10 to failure.
