Hello /fit/My question is this:What are some good resources (forums,information,etc.) for someone who is out of shape and looking to get in shape?Basically I know nothing about how to maximize and train efficiently.Is there any other advice you would like to share?Some backstory:I used to be in shape, nothing spectacular but I was pretty fit. I had a physically demanding job and used to exercise daily as well. (inverted stomach crunches, lots of push-ups, that sort of thing) but never had a routine.
