Op - the guy in the picture has shitty form. if you look like that, you are doing it wrong.
I deadlift around 230-260 depending on days.
It takes a lot of practice to get here - start slow, we all had to.
first, bar shouldn't grind your legs at all. second, arms outside, legs inside shoulder lenght. back has to be straight ALL TIMES. not rounded EVER or you will fuck it up.
when you put the bar down, count to 1 before picking it up again - so you dont bounce it.
at the top, dont lean back, you dont need to do that, more stress on your back.
