Whats the best way to increase my stamina thats not running or biking? its to cold to do either where i live.

Whatever...in wrestling we would do burpees/osues (however it's spelled; that's what it always sounded like to me)...we would do 15 minutes of one or the other. We did burpee push-ups which was a burpee which midway went to a push-up and then ended with a jump. Or we would do 15 minutes of osues which was the jump part of burpees pretty much...we did much more of those...We could usually get through the whole varsity line up leading and even more...So we did around 300 of each.

keeping one set going long is a surefire way to improve your stamina. closing in the break time after a set is the ideal way to improve recovery time. if you need stamina, you're going to want to approach your workouts from both directions.
