need moar progress, been stuck here for 3 weeks. I just can't get that fifth rep

The only other things I do on leg day:
Leg Curls
Leg Press
Calf raises

I guess I could do more on leg day, but leg extensions hurt my knees, SLDL hurt my RDL, lunges are ghey, and there's no hack squat at my gym, or my basement.
