Is there such thing as something that is available packaged with high protein and no soy or milk products within it? Don't care about how it tastes.

It's called the meat section of the frozen foods aisle. Hey, you didn't say whether it had to be healthy or not.

Canned tuna was the first thing i thought of too. Rich in protein plus it's dirt cheap.
Other than that you have canned kidney beans, which are ok, but have more carbs and not nearly as much protein as tuna. Also, beef jerky is good but I don't eat it (pescatarian).

boneless skinless chicken breasts. Black beans. Eggs. About 50 million types of fish. lean Pork/ham. Lean (97/3) ground beaf (the stuff can be almost as lean as chicken). Lean cuts of steak (not as good value for money as ground beaf, not as lean most of the time, either). Spinach (srsly 1g carbs, to 4g protein, no fat obviously). Dry split peas ( 3g carb to 1g protein, high fiber aswell). Legumes and mixed nuts in general, but if you eat a lot of them, make sure to compensate by lowering your fat/carb intake from other sources (legumes are semi-high in carbs, nuts high in healthy fats). Hrm, thats most of the high protein stuff right there, there are other foods with protein in them, but they don't really aproach the levels found in most of these foods.

Damnit, didn't see that you needed it packaged. you can get canned beaf, canned peas, and beans, canned chicken, and canned fish aswell, so it doesn;t really change things that much really. mixed nuts are also packaged (no shit).

LENTILS ftw. Canned. or slow cook a shitload overnight, you'll have quality protein for days. NOM NOM.

And organic lentils are cheap.

Beef Jerky, real Beef Jerky, is one of the best foods you can eat. I suggest making it yourself. It'll be cheaper than buying the prepackaged jerky.
