I'm 15 years old, 5'10" and about 150lbs. I need to lose as much fat as possible in 1-2 weeks. Right now I'm doing 30 minutes of sprinting/running since I'm not really sure what to do... any suggestions on a good exercise routine and/or diet plan? Any help appreciated.

I have one problem tho... my ass is like HUGE, it stands out about 3-4 inches. I looked at alot of sites and they all suggest to lose fat overall, since spot reducing isn't possible.. it really hurts my self confidence since I always have to be careful not to stand sideways to somebody because I fear they will comment it. Not many people have told me I'm fat, especially not in the butt area, but every now and then I see how they still do secretly and it just feels so akward! What's even worse is if I have to stand in front of my class... please help a brother out here

As fast as possible? Eat once a week and run 10km a day.

Safely? Do HIIT and cut calories, but you're not going to see amazing results in two weeks.
