do most gyms have fridges to put your shakes in or some shit?

I just joined a pretty nice gym the today and gonna go tomorrow and do mah shit but I'm pretty sure if I leave I bring my shake and leave it in the locker it'll be warm and gross

Drink half your shake before the gym, half after.

just put the whey in your shake thing and mix it with water when your done.. how hard can that be?....be.../b/ lol

also don't mix up your creatine before your workout, it loses it's effect after a while floating around in water/milk/beer
