I use the leg abduction/adduction machines about once a week. Whenever I do the abduction (pictured, legs push outward) exercise, my legs start to cramp really fast. Nothing else causes a cramp in me like that and I'm not sure why.

OP here, I know I have no business using it. But...the way it makes me cramp up, makes me think it's beating me somehow, and I just can't have that, so every so often I go over there when no one's looking, sit down, and within 4 movements I feel a cramp coming on, then I walk away, mystified. Can anyone explain it?
