forearm workouts? i hear a lot of people say there isn't any that really work. what's up wit dat? is there any?

say u go to the gym 2-3 times a week, at the end of ur workout, do a couple of sets of 12 fore arm curls, I guarantee that you will feel the burn
You can try wrist curls, but as long as you lift heavy weights with closed grip (like deadlifts), your forearms should keep up with the rest.

rock climbing will build forearm and general upper bodystrength like no other. but if you dont do that you can always get a hangboard to do your pullups on.
