Okay /fit/, over the summers I don't get to much exercise as with my job I don't have to walk nearly as far as I do in the fall and spring when I'm on campus and as a result gain about a half a pound over the summers usually. It comes back off during the semester when I'm walking anywhere from 2-3 miles each day between classes but the problem is it seems the weight that comes off is usually muscle as my ass seems to be getting flabbier each year = /.

Is there any sort of regiment fit could suggest to lose some weight off my ass and to tone the rest of my body. I'm looking for a good exercise regiment that doesn't involve the use of anything you wouldn't have in a regular apartment.

maybe ya know... exercise... rather then try to use "walking to and from class" as exercise. Women need 40+ minutes a day 5 days a week.

seriously though, deep squatting gives you thunder thighs and a squat butt, both of which is made of PURE WIN, you might want a barbell and some weight plates at some point though

You need to watch you carb and cal consuption and conduct in cardiovascular and anarobic excersizes. If you wish to cut down your body fat percent.

It's pretty easy to build some ass and thigh muscle around the house. This will add some good looking curve.

Fill up a backback with weight and do lunges and squats.

Do this, and substitute dumbbells for a backpack.
