in the end, you know what works best for you. just by mentioning some of the movements you did. i likely imagine you are more educated about 'wut u need' than any1 else here.
for people w/compromised spinal issues. fuck the backsquat, fuck DL, but then...why do u want to GM? its even more shearing force. also powercleans put a shit ton of impact on your spine, depending upon how you rack and the poundage used... but i doubt you have to worry about anything at the weights you'll use...lol 'ex-strongman'. mike boyle wrote much on this.
ITT: lessons why you never want to hurt your lumbar spine. its "game over, brah" and you'll be forced to only have the option of faggy crossfit movements and metcon cuz no moar squatz
