Back cramps Q
hey /fit/
every time I try to do sit-ups or crunches I get cramps in my back (see pic) and this mostly occurs after 10-15 crunches/sit-ups, any help about eradicating these cramps will be very helpful

That's because you're using them involuntarily to make doing the sit ups easier for you.
Next time, try to actually force your lower back/butt into the ground while going the sit up.

If that doesn't help, only do crunches, and don't go too high from the ground. Pretend you're trying to touch your face to the ceiling.
