2 egg whites 1 whole egg, whole grain bread w/ suga free jelly or some oats
something lean + vegetables or fruit for lunch
same as lunch, steak, beef, fish, tuna, turkey, chicken and some greens
low fat cottage cheese before bed
and in between snacks I'll just have some turkey slices, some tuna, or fruit
only drink water & sweet acidophilus(sp) milk
