Sup /fit/,I know you must get tired of these threads but I am looking for some helpful advice to get my fitness back on track. I am currently 213 lbs (was 225 a few weeks ago) and 6'3". I have begun working out 3 times a week and have stopped drinking all sugary drinks. Anymore suggestions for how to get a toned, and less fat body?

don;t eat foods high in fat. eat more protein. more cardio.
