Like a lot of people, i need some advice. First, i'm a fucking whale, 212 pounds, 32%ยต fat and 5ft 9'in and i have never done anything healthy on my life.
So, i decided to change, i'm going to the gym five times a week (30 of cardio for warming and 50 of strenght, nothing to tough now, i'm just trying to stregthen my joints before doing anything more difficult) and i changed all my food habits (no soda, no sugar, no insaturated fats, a ton of proteins, some carbohydrates). On the first two weeks, i just lost two pounds but my fat % went from 32% to 29.5%. I'm quite happy even if i know that it's normal to see some huge changes on the first two weeks.
I have two questions now:

1/ What can i rationally expect to achieve on five more months if i keep the same routine (1/3 cardio and 2/3 strenght) and the same food habits? How many weight and fat can i lose on 5 months?

2/ I'm a heavy drinker and i love to go out. I know i have to stop drinking and i'm doing it but what about drugs? I use hashish, marihuana and sometimes hallucinogene. Are they OK?

Alcohol is horrible for fat loss, muscle gain and fitness in general. Cannabis, other than being bad for your lungs doesn't really do much to your body that will affect your fitness. I'd recommend just cooking with it, it's what I do. And you have to be more specific with the hallucinogens. LSD and mushrooms do jack all to your body. Not sure about mescaline, but stuff like DXM (from the HUGE amount of glucose in the syrup) and even worse Datura or Belladonna are not good.

But really dude, heavy drinking is really fucking bad for you.

How many calories are you eating a day?
Post (Even roughly) what you eat in a day.

You can healthily lose I think 10-15% bodyfat in that amount of time, I'm actually aiming on doing roughly the same thing.
Don't focus on actual weight, muscle weighs more than fat and you usually get a jolt of muscle growth when you start lifting, my weight actually hovered for quite a while when I was starting but I went down a clothes size.

4 meals (i just can't do five or six meals a day, people already stares at me strangely when i open my four o'clock tupperware)

Breakfast: oalmeat + 0% fat milk or yoghurt + one fruit

Lunch: chicken breast + integral rice + one fruit

Four o'clock: tuna + tomato

8 o'clock: chicken breast or fish + salad + salad dressing (a pinch of oliva oil + mustard)

Portions are kind of generous, i think must be eating 2000 calories per day. Besides the gym, i have a very sedentary way of life).

That is not enough food if you exersise.

If your sedentary then its fine.

Eat for your activity, not becuase a diet book says so.

Should try getting a protein source into your breakfast, if you can afford drugs, you can afford some whey!
The rest of it looks pretty good, with that kind of eating and if you exercise right, you should see some good progress! Take a pic of yourself now and then take another in five months, looking in a mirror every day, or even once a week will be like watching a kettle boil.
