New to /fit/ and really just curious on some suggestions for the best way to gain muscle mass/weight but not just a gut. Any food/drink suggestions would be appreciated, atm i'm 6'1'' n 185lbs which i guess is average but i'm really hoping this is doable without a diet of crappy tasting food/protein drinks.

dude use google for such general questions like this. What kind of answers do you expect to get from 4chan when youre asking, "HOW DO I GET BIGGER?!"

Nobody wants to do your work for you, and you ahven't even tried. Research more and ask specific questions next time, now gtfo.

Lol i more than expected the general 4chan responses but i was lookin for more specific diet/product ideas besides most the same old crap i have found on google. Didnt really feel like filling the first post with each method i've tried just tryin to get some input on whats worked for some other /fit/ posters.
