/fit/,i am reasonably healthy, but I would really like to build some lean upper body muscle. Here's the catch- I'm on a limited budget and i really dont like any gyms in my area. What are some exercise routines that will build lean muscle that i can do at home? Bear in mind that I only have a pair of barbells right now.picture unrelated
