need some advice
I'm 5'8 and 154 pounds, female

I've got a little bit of chub everywhere that just isn't working out.
What are just some basic things I can do to help ?

Stop eating bread.
Stop eating pasta.
Walk for two hours every day, not just when you feel like it or it's convenient.
Stop eating anything sweet unless it's sweetened with sucralose, or it's whole raw fruit.

Watch as pounds melt away and boys pay attention to you again.

eat a huge breakfast then reduce portions size as the day moves along.
Eat every 3-4 hours meals that have good carbs, and protein.
don't eat carbs after 6 pm. egg whites, cottage chese or things like almonds/nuts are fine

yeah I've been having trouble getting even two meals a day, and they usually aren't the best meals.
I'm such a night owl and I usually wake up at 12 pm so I just go and eat lunch usually right off the bat. That's probably really hurting my metabolism.

You need to start living a highly structured, disciplined life.

A good body can be a symbol of two things:

A) Superior genetics
B) Superior discipline

If you don't have A, you never will. But you can give yourself B. Otherwise you'll be C.
