femanon here. would it be a bad idea to have some whey powder later in the afternoon to stave off my hunger until dinner? i'm currently doing cardo only until I lose enough weight to feel like less of a whale in the gym. thanks guys.

casein would be a better choice if you're only goal is to satiete yourself. ON makes 100% casein.
