I dont know much about nutrition so i figured you guys could help.does your body digest food while you sleep? i am always told that after weightlifting you should eat cottage cheese before you go to bed b/c it digests slowly. problem is i dont have to shit in the mornings. to me this means it doesnt but im not sure.
digestion is an involuntary process does that help?
when you sleep you still digest, only at a much slower rate
