Very simple question /fit/, is it alright to spread 3 cheat meals over a week instead of doing one cheat day? I live at home (loser, I know) and I love my mom's fatty, delicious dinners (fat loser, I know).

Basically, is there any reason to concentrate increased calorie intake to only one day, or would spreading the meals out give me the same leeway as one cheat day?

As long as you burn 1000 calories a day doing cardio you can eat almost anything you want.
