thanks guys. i started at 285 and i am down to 270 now. I know i am still overweight, but it's a good start and I am determined not to give up now. i think i am going to take a picture every 15 pounds or so and make a before and after pic when i am done. loseing weight is the greatest thing i have done in a while, I feel so much better and it is only the beginning!
