The thing is, my workout isn't that intense, so I guess that's why I'm doing it 6 days of the week. I'm following a book that says you can do the routine 4 or 6 days a week, so I chose 6.
Also I'm doing it from home, so there is no gym.
Maybe this: M - Upper body Tu - Cardio W - Lower body and mid Th- Cardio F - Upper body S - Lower body and mid Su - Rest
