Greetings, /fit/, this is my first time coming to you.

The image is where I fall on the BMI chart, somewhere within the selected red area.

Bench press - 145lbs
Squats - 195lbs
Powerclean - 140lbs
Incline - 115lbs

I'm really thin, too thin in fact, and I need to bulk up some over the summer. I don't have $80 to drop on the big tubs of Whey Protein, Muscle Milk, etc, so what's some other ways I can put on weight? Eating more won't help because I get filled up really quickly, normally before finishing my first servings of food.

Also looking for a good workout plan over the next 3 months. Help a failure, /fit/.

I've tried, and I've thrown up from doing so. Also, for how skinny and light I am, I'm not the fastest person ever. I run a 5.19seconds in the 40yard dash.

Go to http://www.exrx.net/ and pick what muscles you want to train, THEN DO THE FUCKING EXERCISES.

Making your own workout routine is not hard.

Is it wrong? Care to provide a more accurate one?

Eating more is the only way... you don't have money for supps so what's your body gonna use to get you bigger? EAT MOAR!

Or at least eat better, cleaner, 4-6 meals a day etc etc. Read up on the internet about weightlifitng programs and nutrition. Oh yeah EAT EAT EAT

BMI isnt a 100% accurate depiction of where you should be, its just a guideline for averages.

Yeah I figured that would be the only way. The main problem is I still live at home (18 years old) and my mom doesn't cook me shit like fish and steak on a daily basis. Also, everything I look up brings me to some site wanting me to pay hundreds for workout programs and shit.

All these "pay hundreds of bucks for X programme guides" are found in /rs/, offsite torrents or rapidshare links. The great thing about the internet is everything is free, if people want it to be.
