This shit helps. I am pounding carbs and protein right now for the first time ever. I worked out a ton in highschool but never got any size. Now I am gaining 3-4 pounds a week while losing fat and maintaining my water weight. Three months of this shit and I will be around my goal of about 200 lbs and under 9% body fat.
