Since I've been working out I've noticed that whenever I like 'roll back' my sholders in a circluar motion, I hear loads of clicks. It doesn't sound healthy, what is this shit?

But seriously. I know some people get it, and are able to resolve it with someone 'cracking' their back. But this doesn't go away, it happens everytime I roll back my sholders.

well the same thing has happened to my wrist since i was about 13 or so. I don't really care, just don't roll it all the time, it's okay.
