I'm 19 years old and weigh about 340-380 pounds but all I eat is two packs of ramen beef flavor with some off brand sodas each day. I don't work out or anything, in fact I don't even have a job, nor have I even attended community college yet. I'm living with my mother and I just sit and eat. I become more and more depressed about life, I want to find a job but I don't even have a car..I mean I don't even have a damn license nor have I even practiced driving in like one year. I have dreams of killing myself by jumping off a building,hanging, getting a gun to shoot myself in the mouth or make a fake 911 call of an insane black guy with a gun, so when they came. I would pull out something that's similar looking towards a weapon, so they would kill me. The reason I can't find a job because I hate the area around here. I had jobs in the past where people have pissed me off. Especially as a black guy,they think I should be like them but I'm more intelligent then that. But everything is spiraling down where I'm taking it out on my body, I basically eat to be happy. But this yellow fat is a poison that is rotting my body. It's killing me slowly where I don't even cry from the outside. I cry inside and hold it all in. I want to lose this weight and move on with my life but..Man...I feel ashamed of not doing this shit early. I feel like it's already too late for me. I think it was after my Uncle's death that I became sad because he was trying to help me again and I feel like I have failed him..sigh...

You are lucky I even read all that.
If you have a bicycle, get on that shit and start pedaling for miles, and enjoy it, it's calming and clears your mind. Very relaxing.

If you don't have a bicycle, don't try to go running, since you are 300+ lbs, your knees will probably cry every time to run.

And I know this will be hard, but cut out all the junk food and soda. Drink lots of water.

If you can get into a gym, get on the elliptical machine and start running, your knees probably won't be smashed by your weight on the elliptical.

I don't have a bicycle and we do have a park but that's always full of loud, annoying niggas, I don't even dare to call them black. It's always 40 people over there being ignorant. I can't control myself when it comes to situations like that. If it gets to a point where someone is bothering me, I'm throwing fists. I don't mean I'll start punching but I'm not the person walks away. My so called father taught me to be tough and not a "soft nigga" but he was just making me into himself with wanting to be a football player so badly. At first I wanted to do this but I wanted to educate my mind and I saw a change in him. He was a fake person who cared about his fake wife and friends than me. So I stopped talking to him. It's been a full year since that happened. My uncle got out of jail and wanted to help me badly because I had a job at Shunucks(Grocery store) I had been there for 4 months but It started going badly with the customers and employers. So I left and that was August 2006..I graduated in May 2007 and it's May 2008....I haven't worked for two years...My uncle was trying to help me and I was going to apply for a job but my uncle died from kidney failure in his sleep. He was just 42 years old. He had a hard life with doing drugs and he wanted to make sure I was going to be a right person. But after his death. Things went sour, my mother and grandma were hit with the death the worst and even to this day they still cry about it. I remember holding him and he looked like he was sleeping but he was just cold....so cold...his head was cold, no life at all and I remember that stuff was coming out his mouth and nose and I would use tissues..so many tissues to wipe it. I didn't even know why it was happening but I just kept wiping. Man I'm a huge mess....But I'll try to do these things and thank you all for the comments.

You're the one that's gotta do it. People can support you but you have to want it. Then you have to get it. It will take time but I promise after a few weeks you'll be feeling so much better physically and mentally. You just have to set your mind to it and go fucking get it.

Anyways, OP, go buy a bike. I'm sure your parents wouldn't mind handing over a bit of cash to get you to exercize.
As for your self esteem, it'll slowly come once you lose the weight. Keep thinking positive thoughts and don't give up. When you exercise, think of what you'll look like, how much better you'll feel.

Then try to practice driving a car. Everything turns out better once you have a license.

Take it one step at a time. If you give up, then you're basically telling yourself "I don't mind being this fat, worthless guy who hates himself". Don't be like that. Work for what you want, anon. You can do it. The only thing stopping you is yourself.

oh and STOP DRINKING SODA. HOLY FUCK. Punch yourself in the balls the next time you get the urge to pick up a goddamn soda.

But plow on through it man. Also people might give you looks, don't worry I get looks too and I'm not fat, it's normal for bored people to just glance over at the bicyclist.

After you start exercising more often and seeing results, you'll start enjoying exercising.

I love jogging or bicycling cause I come home tired, but I relax in a shower and come out clean. And it feels good to know you're doing something productive for yourself.

He speaks the truth. Naturally your body will be tired at first, you're going to be putting it to major work. As with anything, the more you do it, the easier it will get. Plus you'll be getting healthier too!
About food and nutrition...ramen and soda some of the most unhealthy things you can eat. Drop the soda and ramens. [BAWWWWW I know, I had to do it too] Eat healthy food. You dont necessarily have to cook. A turkey sandwich on wheat, hell even a bit of ham, with some carrots, an apple and some milk/water. And there you have it, a healthy and simple meal
Trust me, it will be hard at first and you will want to give up, or think its not worth it because you cant see results, but just wait it out! It IS worth it, and it will get easier.
Take some vitamin supplement as well. Eat vegetables like theres no tomorrow. Avoid salt, oil, and sugars on your food as much as possible.

As for the exercise part, just do some walking at first, around your neighborhood, at the mall, on your way to the grocery to buy healthy food, WHATEVER as long as your legs are moving.
Im not for going to the gym myself, but if youre up to it, it wouldnt hurt.[your progress of course] If you have a vid game system like the PS2, buy a DDR game. Fucking shit works. Fun exercise that you wont get bored of easily. If money is an issue, get a job!!! If you hate where you live, get a mediocre job, save all the money you can, and GTFO of there. I agree that being in a bad environment can stall anything you want to do.

Best thing ever if your trying to loose weight. You can keep track of your meals, exercise, the works. Logging EVERYTHING you eat will put things into perspective. Good luck on your journey man. One thing I can tell you is that Im glad Im a fatass. [Currently overweight, but damn was I big] Inb4 emofag, etc...Ive learned to value myself. No one else will take care of you, so if you dont give a flying fuck, youre screwed. Be good to yourself, and youll see life isnt all that sucky.

If your not a troll, fucking do it man. Just get some bike and do it. Nothing in the world is better than being at a weight were you can do things. Take shit one step at a time. It's tough, but you can do it.

Also, start eating right. Get some meet, and veggies.

Change your diet. Eat this that is good for you. If you dont know what that is, google. As for working out, do things that wnt destroy your body. Crunches, little arm weights. Running will kill you. And I imagine its pretty hard for you to balance on a bike (I had the same problem). After you lose some weight, try a bike. Try walking. I wouldnt consider pumping iron until you are down to 250 ish... It will probably take you a couple years. I dunno.
