HI /fit/Photo is me 3 months agoIn that time I have eaten too many lasagne and got a bit fat. i used to pure box but not competing now so doing weights too, do you think this routine will be too much that i dont make any progress or not ?Monday - BoxingTuesday - Deadlift + back etc weightswednesday - Boxing -Thursday - Bench press + chest arms etcFriday boxing -Saturday - SQUATZ and other leg stuffSunday restand HIIT 4 mornings at leastshould be ok as im in quite good fitness ?
I plan to do this for about 5 weeks then tone it down for a couple, then step it up again etc .
my goal is to be fit and toned , dont care too much about size, but not skinny
I don't think boxing days would work as rest days
