I'm having huge problems with my shape.

I seem to have been stuck in the same rut for about 5 years;

I'm 16, I'm about 6ft2"

I weigh next to nothing, 9 stone, sorry Americans, im an Imperial user :)

I Do not eat breakfast cuz i get up at like 12.30pm (weekends) school days i dont have time to eat breakfast.

I eat a good lunch some days, and random shit on most school days, THERE IS NO SUSTINANCE TO BE GAINED WITH COLLEGE MEALS EITHER!

for Dinner i always have a good meal, usually meat 3 veg, then i go to my girlfriends and have a meal there too (sometimes)
