So lately I've been having problems satisfying my hunger. I'm pretty sure I'm eating enough, but it doesn't quite feel enough, even when it becomes uncomfortable to consume more. What would I be doing wrong? Here's a couple of theories:

-I only eat one proper meal a day, the rest is just bread and fruits. This usually isn't a problem though, I've always preferred few big meals before many small meals.
-I might lack some kind of nutrition. No idea what it might be, though.
-Lately I've been having bad sleep habits, as in sleeping all day and being awake all night, I imagine that can affect it.
-Lately I haven't been too good at keeping myself in physical activity, but this is in turn partly because it's hard to motivate myself when I feel hungry.

Pic semi-related.

Change white rice to brown rice and eat oatmeal instead of bread.

You only eat one proper meal a day? That's so bad for your metabolism I don't even know where to begin.

One thing is that protein only remains in your system for about three hours. If the rest of the food you eat during the day is only bread and fruits I'd say it's almost guaranteed you aren't getting enough protein.

In the end, many smaller meals is superior to few larger meals in every way.

Well, like I said, it has never really been much of a problem. I know that smaller meals more often are superior, but I just can't be bothered to make meals often enough.

Well what the hell are you here for, then? If you can't be "bothered" to make food for yourself, do you magically think we can give you ideas on how to not be hungry? Jesus

I do make food, but not as many times a day as some people recommend. And once again, like I said, I don't believe that's the main problem since it's always been like that and I have yet to encounter this problem before now.

1. cook once
2. eat some of it
3. put the rest in the fridge
4. eat more later
5. ...
6. profit

Here's something totally unrelated to your needs:

Eating one meal a day CAN do you good. Google intermittent fasting. Some studies have pointed to IF as a way to prevent the early onset of dementia and increase lifespan. IF also seems to do well with body composition (though I'm going from anecdotes with this.)

What you're doing isn't IF, though, so it's totally unrelated.

If you're not getting enuff protein, Eat more steak! You prob have rice in a rice cooker so you dont need to worry about making rice every meal.
1. Goto costco and buy some cheap steak.
2. Marinate all in a big ziplock bag
3. Everytime ur hungry, each a steak
4. Steak only takes like 10 mins (5 mins each side) to cook (if you like rare), so you shouldn't complain you dont got time to cook.
4. Profit ???
