This guy seems to have the right idea.
But in all seriousness, you're going to need more exercise than an hour long bike ride, if you want to lose weight. 30 pushups is pretty much nothing. Do pushups until you can't push up anymore. Rinse, wash, and repeat. For the sit ups... don't worry so much about your "abs" so much as doing cardio. Do your biking, but also run a little. Swim laps if you know how.
As for your "various stuff for dinner"... I don't know what to tell you, except try and have a bigger lunch/breakfast. Try and cut back on the red meat. I've eaten one burger in the past 3 weeks, and it really doesn't feel too bad. If you need a quick fix or something, grab some fresh deli cut turkey from your grocery store. Make a sandwich. Have a salad with it. Don't worry about what kind of dressing you have. If you look at the serving size for dressing, it's 2 TABLESPOONS. Who the fuck eats 2 table spoons of dressing anyways?
pic is me, after 3 weeks of eating healthy and exercising. i almost lost my six pack. i'm glad it's starting to come back :D
