Sup /fit/, I come with a few questions.I haven't had the chance to lurk lately, nor have I had the chance to work out. For two weeks I haven't done any exercising whatsoever, when, for an entire year, I had been working out 3 times a week. These past two weeks were the first I'd missed working out all year. Shit sucks, but first it was a vacation then a fever. :/My first question is - will these two weeks of no weightlifting decrease my strength considerably to where I'll have to work back up to my previous level of strength? And, is it possible to have lost any muscle for missing working out for two weeks straight? I don't think so, but I want some clarification. And at last, how hard is my ass gonna get kicked next time (tomorrow) I DO hit the weights? Thanks in advance, /fit/.

why dont you find out for yourself when you do some weights you prick, we aint psychic
People say that if you go a week without lifting you'll notice a loss, but that's bull. 2 weeks without lifting will not harm you (if you were at it consistently before), at this point any loss would be mental.
