hey /fit/

Need some advice. What do you guize do for warm ups and cool downs for your regular lifts? Are they essential, or can I just skip them?

Essential
You can get a serious damage if you don't warm up. Especialy when lifting very heavy weights

so what do you do to warm up? Doing 15 reps of a lighter weight, walking, jogging? what do you all do for your workouts?

and what do you do to cooldown. I heard cooldowns are even more important than warmups because you run the risk of heart attacks and aneurysms?

what kind of exercises do you do?

I've never understood that baby exercise shit. It's like saying "I don't wanna run but I'll have someone move my legs for me and I'll still get supahtoned". This is why mothers should learn to work, I don't want my kid being put through this kind of foolishness.

before workout play table tennis )
then 5x50 crunches on 45 degree incline (that is also warmup)

Before doing chest press - half the normal weight x 15
