When doing exercises on my butt, it feels like a bone just above my ass is grinding to the floor and makes shit feel uncomfortable.

Am I just doing it wrong, is it normal or do I have a fucked up ass. Also, I'm fairly tall 6'7, does that have anything to do with it?

Pic related, the position, not the guy.

6'7 - FAIRLY tall? (angry small fag)

I'm fairly sure it's normal, I experience the same and assume it's just my coccyx.

Same thing, I do most of those exercises on a carpet though so it feels normal.

I think if you do more of an exercise that builds muscle mass in the glutes, you won't feel as much discomfort.

I have something similar to what you have. Everytime I do something like extreme crunching or whatnot, my back always pops whenever I bring my legs down to a straight position. It doesn't hurt, but it sure is loud. >.>

I say just get over it. If you want to have XBOX huge abs, then get over it.

So I need to do moar squats.

I often experience this. Do you have a small butt? I am nearly buttless so the bone really is pressing on the ground in most cases.

Hmm I'll try putting a towel or something below my ass. Maybe that'll help. And no, I have an ass.

What are you doing it on? Concrete?

Use a mat, or bulk up a bit

tailbone. put a mat underneath you to avoid injury.

if you ever fuck up your tail bone the doctor has to fist you in order to right it. >:
