Skinnyfag here. I need to increase my calorie intake. What kind of stuff should I be eating? No junk food please.

I like putting cheese on bread, microwaving for 1 minute.

get a big plate, stick 6 pieces of that in, quick and easy, and because of the bread\cheese I use, over 35g of protein, bit of fibre, plenty of carbs, not too huge an amount of fat and still alot of calories.

throw in 2 glasses of milk and you've got enough calories\protein for a single milk right there.

I like almonds\walnuts\cashews (had to be careful not to say nuts) I normally take a few handfulls in a bag and eat throughout the day.

my sorrys, i meant Nuts but they rank as junkfood to me. there's several snack-type things that will help, including some Girlscout cookies so you understand my hasty reply
