OP here,
A little bit about my diet:
Mornings: Typically eggs, toast, english muffins, or a Philadelphia-style pretzel (soft pretzel). Small servings (1-2 eggs, 1 muffin, etc.)
Lunch: Varies wildly; usually something light - rice, fruit salad, but can sometimes be something heavy like a burger.
Dinner: Dinner is a bit weird. I get home from work/gym at about 6-6:30pm. At this time, I have a banana or two and a protein shake. I typically eat actual dinner around 7:30-8, and is typically chicken or pasta.
Before bed (10pm): I generally have a bowl of yogurt and granola.
