sup /fit/ness, I have a QUESTION FER YA

I have about the same build as Fedor Emelianenko who is arguably the best MMA fighter in the world if you don't know who he is. As you can see by this picture he isn't shredded or hardcore ripped but he still dominates everyone he fights. I am sure he trains and works out very hard and all the time but still has that layer of fat. I work out every day but I still seem to have a layer of fat that I can't get to go away no matter what, could that just be genetic? And if I am in good shape and athletic but not yolked is there any reason to be so ripped other than it being aesthetically pleasing ?

because staying 'shredded' requires cardio and lowered cardio intake and can interfere with strenght training.

Fedor is all about natural training. He doesn't lift a single weight. He is also slightly more defined than that picture suggests.

Whoa whoa, you may look slightly like Fedor. But that's it. It doesn't mean you = him, the greatest MMA fighter. Come on now, don't be so generous to yourself.

I am just saying I have the same build as fedor & and probably body fat % as him and I consider myself to be fit so I was wondering if striving to be super ripped would benefit me anymore? I have decent cardio and work out. My main question was is it really worth it to get this extra layer of body fat on my tummy to go away or can I still do just as much as I normally would be able to do if I am strong fit and have good cardio without exactly looking like I work out all the time.
not
OMG I LOOK LIKE FEDOR THEREFORE I AM FEDORS = IN FIGHTING AND ATHLETICISM

If you feel healthy and comfortable and you get pussy than you don't need to be asking questions.
