i do something between 1 to 5 reps for 1 to 5 sets for the main move of the day (currently im doing 3 reps for 3 sets) and 6 to 10 reps for 2 to 3 sets for other moves of the day (currently 3x10) when i get the desired reps/sets (or 1 rep less (10, 10, 9 for 3x10)) i increase the weight
