I just generally dont eat that many carb based foods anymore, though a few days a week it will rise to 120g or so.
2 protein shakes - 40g carbs total. The rest comes from vegetables & small amount of carbs i allow myself in the morning. Read Tom Venuto, i dont know if he states it in his book, but he stated on his website he never goes above 100g carbs a day.
