what are things i should be eating for an intense workout day? Anonymous
because i just dont know wha tot eat. today i am going to lift weights and run a few miles, and i want to make sure i can do it

Not being a dick; if you don't know the answer to that question you probably will after. Decisions on eating pre-workout will change depending on your workout goals and your own current level of fitness, usually you won't know until you have the benefit of hindsight.

But yeah, like>>47627said you can't go far wrong with a banana for a good energy boost. More importantly, get properly hydrated and wait half an hour before going at it.
