I need advice on my diet.

It is like this every day except maybe a minor change here or there (*note*: I am not trying to build muscle, but lose fat). I'm 18 M and about 5 1/2 feet tall.

breakfast: oatmeal with honey (no milk)
lunch: salad with tuna and turkey in it
dinner: chicken breat with salad and honey/chilli sauce.

throughout the day I eat almonds, fresh fruit and carrot sticks (fuck yeh) as snacks in between meals.

exercise wise, i walk for an hour every day. its all i can do atm thanks to work/uni.

is it ok for losing weight over time?

yes, but seriously DRINK YOUR MILK!

you'll still lose weight, just lift more. you'll give yourself more nutrition in the long run and make yourself stinger, faster by doing both.

To be honest, I don't want to do anymore exercise then I am already doing. I don't like the idea of going to a gym and been around other people while i exercise. It isn't an embarrassment thing, I just hate those people that grunt and shit their pants trying to lift stuff they are not capable of. Then they waddle over and tell me I'm riding a bike a wrong.

To also be blunt, I don't need nor want popping muscles or extra strength. I'm a ceramicist, the ability to lift up clay is all I need.

If i eventually look like a walking branch then thats cool. Just want to lose the chubbiness I have.

it is embarrassing. I know. Go to wallmart and buy some weight and a curl bar, you can use it for squats too. weights are less than a buck a pound. Don't buy more than you can safely lift, but make it hard for yourself also.

Think about adding more weight in the future and

make sure you can do it easily. (add ons)
By lifting weights you wil burn more fat and increase your metabolism.

Unfortunately for you, these guys are right about strength training. Only muscle burns calories. The more you have the more you'll burn.
