What kind of music do you listen to when you work out /fit/? If I'm doing cardio, I listen to trance, it's very linear music, and easy for me to keep pace to. When I'm lifting or anything else, I actually listen to music in the vein of rhapsody of fire, blind guardian, basically thrash metal or that kinda epic sounding metal, so I kind of feel more heroic when I'm lifting.
What about you fine fitizens?

Epic win for Blind Guardian. Throw on A Night At The Opera (specifically And then there was silence - quite possibly the most epic song EVER) and you're good to go.

Yes that or the sound of my legs hitting the ground, followed by a deep breath or while lifting the sound of metal clanking around creating a hypnotic beat.

I'm usually running to the sound of blues. The old stuff. Like Robert Johnson, Earl Hooker, Skip James. And when I'm lifting... Thrash metal, crossover, stoner rock. It's just "FUCK YEAH TESTOSTERONE YARGHBLAGHBLARFHGAFUCKYOU". Stormtroopers Of Death, couple first albums of Clutch, Grand Magus, Kreator, to name a few.
