ok, /fit/ i decided to lose some serious weight two months ago. I ate at a fast food chain 2 times a day and i used to take off all of the vegetables. To change my habits and lose weight i decided to eat all of the vegetables even the tomato. now its been 2 months and their has been no positive change in my weight what is wrong
you put the vegetables back on. take em off and youll lose weight
