So you say you are doing sets of 3 for 15 reps. Is that for everything? Well... Your body might just have gotten used to what you are doing, so you might want to try something different. Variety! If if you ARE doing 3x15 for just about everything, you might want to try doing a power lifting routine, with alot of "big lifts" Squats, dead lifts, bench press, and cleans being your starting lift for the muscle group that you are going to train each day. Or you can try training to failure with in a rep range of 8-12 after a warm up set or two. Speaking from experience: I was 370 lbs, with about a 40% fat. Now I'm 310 with 28% body fat after about 16 months. So keep at, it and remember that variety is your best friend.
