Sup /fit/

I recently changed my diet.

I am 184 pounds, 5'11 in height with a medium frame.

I want to go down to like 160.

My old diet was pretty much frozen pizza, nuggets, hot pockets, TV dinners.

Now I Practically eat the same thing everyday now which is 2 tunafish sandwhiches, one snack sized candy like a single reeses cup, a can of soup for sinner(progresso beef and vegtables thing) and 3 bottle waters mixed with raspberry green tea crystal lite.

Before I ate this I probably went through like 3500 or so calories on various meals and snacks.

Is this a vast improvement and will help me lose weight to my goal you think?

Oh and if age matters I am 18.

Are you exercising? You know you may lose weight but you said you're eating the same thing every day. It's probably not the best way to go about this.

Try coming up with ways to vary your diet unless you're one of those people who can eat the same thing every day without getting bored of it.

I would drink more water.

Also while you'll probably lose weight eating like that, exercise will help it go faster and also tone your body.

I do sit ups and push ups in the morning.

I suck at them but I do them anyway.

I live in a shitty neighborhood and can't run outside without getting mugged.

Try jump rope indoors if you have the room.

keep doing them.

Cardio helps with weight loss. Something like jogging or biking.

Perhaps there's a YMCA or a gym nearby. Or you could try waking up early in the morning to run (less chance of getting mugged perhaps?).

Another option is to add jumping jacks to your regiment or running in place or something like that if you really don't want to spend the effort/money... I'm sure there are cardio routines you can find online that involve working out in the same spot
