I have been lifting dumbells at 45 lbs. in each hand, doing squats, curls, and bench presses with them basically untill I feel like I am about to pass out. Which is about 5-6 sets of 8
I also smoke weed and a few cigarettes (about 4 a day) and drink beer.
I am 6 feet tall and weigh 163, I am trying to gain muscle mass first and fore most. I can out run a lot of people I know that dont smoke.
