Legal Steroids??? Anonymous
I'm 6-0, 180 lbs with about 9% body fat. I have been weightlifting for over 10 years and have recently started doing crossfit too. I have consistently increased both reps and weight in my lifting, but my muscles have stagnated in size. I found a website advertising legalsteroids.... This sounds like a bunch of b/s to me, but has anyone else here tried them or know anything about their effectiveness or legality?

Of the "legal" "steroids" that actually work - they are more dangerous for your body than the "illegal" ones. That's about 10% of them... the other 90% are useless waste of $.

Have you tried creatine?

You might just be an Ectomorph body type in which case you're pretty-much screwed for "big looking" muscles... but who cares? You're probably stronger than 97% of those fags and feel better.

I encourage you highly to avoid the steroid path... but if you're going to take them. Take the "illegal" variety... seek a ton of research... make sure your source is clean... and find a doctor who will test your liver enzymes every 2 weeks while you're on a cycle. Many doctors WILL do this because they care more about your well-being than they do about legal consumption of steroids.

If your working out hard and not gaining muscle size its cause of 1 problem. YOUR NOT EATING ENOUGH.

Double what your eating now, every single meal - and keep hitting the gym. Guaranteed noticeable difference in several weeks.

- Weight gainer protein shake (Cytogainer, True Mass by BSN...etc.)

- Creatine post-workout drink (Size-on by Gaspari)
