Help me figure out a diet plan. I'm pissed that I've worked out for 4 months and I haven't gotten much bigger. I know the basics (eat 6 times a day, eat above maintenance) but fuck I just can't figure out WHAT to eat and which supplements to take (I already take a vitamin and fish oil). Should I try this creatine shit? I just want to get big for fuck's sake, is that such a big thing to ask for?

only advice i can give you is get used to eating the same old shit.

also, i think salmon and other fish work good? although watch out for mercury intake.

What do you lift? I hope you are squatting or deadlifting every day or every other day.

Also you need to eat a shitload of food to gain weight. Three or four thousand calories should do it, but you might need even more. Eat 320 grams of protein a day if you want to fucking explode with muscles.

I eat 5000 calories a day with approx 1.5x g of protein / lb.

that is what is doing it for me.

Squatz, deadlifts + free weight everything else.

I would suggest taking creatine since I've made large gains in my weights because of it.

some people see major gains while others dont. but creatine isnt bad for you so why not?!
