Tilapia fish is 80 calories per fish, so that's only 160 calories.
When I wake up, I eat 300 calories worth of Shredded Wheat 'n Bran with a fruit.
Three hours later, I'll eat baked Tilapia with vegetables
Three hours later, Turkey Burger worth about 300 calories with some vegetables
Three hours later, Chicken Breast with vegetables.
That's about it. I used to eat a big bowl of cereal in the morning, but I stopped doing that because I was getting no type of weight change on the scale (bigger or smaller).
