When I do certain lifts to work my triceps, my elbows hurt. Particularly, tricep extensions involving lifting something (ideally a dumbell) over my head hurt my elbows enough to keep me from doing more than 2 or 3 reps, even if I'm not using enough weight to exhaust my muscles. This has been the case since I started working out, which was about 2 years ago, so it's not an injury or anything.Help please.
Do lower weights for a while to strengthen the joint.
Ok, I'll do that.Any other suggestions/comments?
Dips, do them love them. They are your friend. After month of dips start back with the weights, I almost promise your issues will go away
good fats help joints, get good fats in your diet
Ontop of dips, try tricep pushups - just put your hands at about the lowest rib and try lowering yourself.
