I desire to be a strong man and live up to 80 or 90 or maybe even over 100 like Okinawa japanese eldery! But i think there is a conflict. To live so long you must slow down your metabolism by eating less, much less. Bodybuilding accelerates the metabolism full-throtle, so i can't do that. Will i still get strength gain if i don't each much and do low reps work outs?
Why live long when the life just ends up being shitty.
>>357270I don't take anything you say seriously, Sasuke.
You use up all your life force if you strength train. That's why most football players never live past 70. You see those skinny little asians? They don't do anything vigorous their entire lives but keep active through low level intensity things and eat healthy. So the trade off is this: be a weak little bitch for 120 years, or be powerful warrior who dies young.
Go live in the cold, it'll slow your shit down

This is wrong on so many levels, fucking bolloks. There is that american bodybuilder/fitness guru who is now 93 and still strong and works out, your statement is fail please kill yourself
>>357301Jack Lalanne is an outlier, I'm sorry that you don't know about science
>>357275You're right. First priority is to make life not so shitty.>>357278I have the same feelings for you anon.>>357288You shouldn't say they are weak. They usually work in agriculture or forestry even in their advanced age.>>357301I'm glad for him, i wonder what his nutrition consists of.
>>357310nothing with allot of sugar or salt or that has been processed, foods that humans wernt meant to eat.
>>357302Its not really science isit you pompus cunt, eat healthy+ exersise = live longer. You could die crossing the road tommorow, live life, worrying about when your going to die isnt fucking needed when your below 50 years old
>>357317I was thinking that the choices you make during youth affects your longevity later in life???!
consider the advancements in science and medicine that will be available when you're older.
