Hey /fit/

ive been working out for the past month and eating consistantly following the advice from someone i met at the gym, however i find that even though my muscles tire out during work outs, they dont have that pain and burning sensation they did when i first started, also for my job im always on my fit moving around(barista) is that enough to skip my legs? 5.6ft 60kg male
will i be making no gain whatsoever since im not feeling that pain? also what are good routines and sets for upper body and torso, thanks inb4 SQUATZ

If your not stressing your muscles, your not going to gain.
You have to stress the muscles inorder for them to adapt and grow. Right now your muscles have adapted to your previous exercise regimine, either switch up the exercises or add weight.
And NO, being a barista is not enough exercise to skip your legs. They are the largest muscles in your body, Make them big.
