For me it's either:
1) oats, cottage cheese, fruit, eggs
or protein pancakes

Some sort of grain, cooked in a meat stock (corn meal, quinoa, etc).
A couple of eggs, cooked any way.
Salad, sometimes with cheese.
Fruit, if I have it.
Milk consumed with the meal, and tea drunk while I'm preparing the food.

There are other times I'll just eat the previous night's left overs, because I'm way lazy.

oatmeal or rye bread, I really gotta find more options...

Far out, i just have a huge bowl of oats and maybe a glass of orange juice, and i mean huge by the way 3-4 cups of oats. I believe in the big at breakfast technique to load up on carbs then tapering them throughout the day.

I go for the huge half-daily-calories breakfast. 6 eggs scrambled, 2 containers of cottage cheese (8 servings), and two tablespoons of peanut butter. No joke.

How the fuck do you eat that much.
>> Anonymous
Oatmeal (just one serving, not a fucking mountain of it like some of you, apparently)
and 2 eggs either:
scrambled, with pepper
made into an omelette with spinach or mushrooms inside
or fried, on top of an english muffin

While cutting, too... it only adds up to about a little under 1200 calories in a daily diet of 2200.

But yeah man, it's a face-stuffing event, especially the cottage cheese. Either way, my stomach's heug and I always used to win eating contests when I got into them, so ezpz.

>>186873
I bet. How long does it take you to eat all that?
>> Anonymous
>>186873

Yeah, my breakfast is usually:
2 cup oats, 2 cup cottage cheese, 2 scoops whey and 3 eggs mixed together in a bowl with enough milk to make it like a batter, then I fry them up. :3

Well it's not like I stop to rest or anything, not doin HIIT eating here. I just get it all in asap, and I splenda up the cottage cheese. Less than 10 minutes probably. The handling part takes longer than the consumption itself.
>> Anonymous
>>186887
Sheesh, 10 minutes? I take that long to eat a bowl of oatmeal...
>> Anonymous
>>186906
I like to hurry the fuck up cuz I want to just exercise asap damnit.

>>186908
But, I just don't understand how a person can consume that much in such a short period of time...

lol.

I consumed an entire '13 pizza in less than 2 minutes, and i wasnt "trying" to eat fast, i was just fucking hungry and took massive bites.

Had one of these babies this morning with some lettuce, 2 slices of tomato, 1/4 a slice of pepperjack cheese, and some sauteed onions, with a dash of fat free ranch.

I put it in the oven for 20 minutes, 10 minutes each side in medium heat, and saunteed the onions, cut the tomato and got the cheese and lettuce out while I waited.

And this bitch is about 130 calories and it filled me up and tasted delicious. BEAT THAT MOTHERFUCKERS.

Have to admit, it looks kind of tasty. are you a veganfag? or did you used to eat meat. How does this compare to a real burger.
>> Anonymous
soy protein is garbage, for many more reasons than just the debated estrogen effects
>> Anonymous
>>186970

Hell no, I'm not a vegan. I love my beef and chicken just as much as the next person. It's a great healthy substitute for meat though. I end up having to remind myself that it's not meat all the time.

As for a real burger, I'd say it was just as good if you know what you're doing.

If you're planning to get one, don't EVER put it in the microwave. It tastes like shit if it's microwaved.

Straight from http://www.fda.gov/

"Soy protein products can be good substitutes for animal products because, unlike some other beans, soy offers a "complete" protein profile. Soybeans contain all the amino acids essential to human nutrition, which must be supplied in the diet because they cannot be synthesized by the human body."

One cup of soy milk.
One cup of tea. (no sugar)
Some cantaloupe, a banana, and possibly another fruit.
Toast with Soy Butter.
Mmm..

Not trolling, but this may or may not sound stupid.

I heard soy gives you breasts cause of the estrogen.

Actually been wondering that for awhile

My mom is really fit and she has sooo many soy protein type foods. Do not know if it is ok to eat.

Idiot. Theres as much chance of growing tits from soya as there is getting poisoned by mercury from eating tuna everyday.

This is true. I don't remember if it mimics estrogen or prolactin or something... But just remember it's not really going to be a risk for most people. If you're predisposed to gyno, or already have a hormone imbalance, you should probably avoid it though.

all from an article by Charles Polquin:

5 Reasons Soy Sucks

Q: Soy protein is touted as a health food, but Testosterone has always said that people should avoid it. What do you think?

A: Soy is for dorks. That's what I think. But people love lists, so here are five reasons not to eat soy:

Reason 1 — Toxicity: Soy increases your toxic load. It's one of the most sprayed crops. Their high content of pesticides increases your ever-increasing toxic load. In addition, aluminum content skyrockets in processing.

Reason 2 — Potential hypothyroidism: Soy contains goitragens, which are compounds that lead to hypothyroidism. To learn more about fighting hypothyroidism, attend one my Biosignature Modulation seminars.

Reason 3 — Blocking mineral absorption: Soy has a high content of phytates, which are known to inhibit the absorption of both macro-minerals (i.e. calcium) and trace minerals (i.e. zinc). The good news is that meat consumption blocks phytates. If you're going to eat tofu, make sure to eat some meat (ironically) during the same meal.

Reason 4 — Link to Attention Deficit Disorder: Soy-based infant formulas are linked to ADD. They contain 80 times more manganese than breast milk. Too much manganese content is linked to neurotoxicity.

Reason 5 — Increased cardiovascular load: Hemaglutinin is found in soybeans. This compound is known to make red blood cells aggregate, therefore increasing your cardiovascular load.
