Hey, /fit/.
Recently, I've decided that I'm an adult, and I need to take care of myself.
I'm about six feet, and I'm probably over 220, maybe 230.
I have been cutting back on food, and working out for a couple hours each night.
But I keep getting these cravings.
I've decided to stop eating during the day, but I'm pretty damn hungry. What can I do to settle these cravings until I'm done slimming down my waist?
Picture unrelated.

Don't stop eating completely. Try eating very small meals five or six times a day. Just eat healthy foods (lots of fruits and veggies, whole grains, lean sources of protein, etc.). That will help a lot on your cravings.

Plus, if you're craving a specific food, have a little bit of it once a week. Set the day and time when you are going to "cheat," and stick to it.

Stop eating during the day? I see you've done your research. Continue the good work faggot you'll be skinny in no time.
