hey /fit/

i weigh about 105 lbs, and im 5'6".
i'm a vegan and i dont eat more then 800 calories a day.
i don't get out of the house much (sort of a shut-in) except for school.
iv pretty much stopped loseing weight and i was just wondering if anyone knows why.

Because your body is used to 800 calories a day now, and if I'm guessing correctly you probably only eat 1 or 2 meals a day.
Spread it out to like six and start exercising. Also don't be anorexic, kthx.

cause you don't move if you walk around your house you might begin to lose wieth but then you said school puberty tends to mess with water wieght and what not

also, those 800 calories usually consist of cereal with soy milk, fruit, and vegitables. basically i eat a shit load of fiber, but i barely shit anymore. =/

800 calories is never a good amount, no matter what shape you're in or how old you are. Below 1000 cal/day, your metabolism shuts down and your body will take anything it can get. Eat regularly throughout the day and probably start excercising outside your house. Though it's different for everything, exercising makes more a weight-loss difference than eating right does.

i make sure i don't eat cereal with gelatin.
i mainly eat granola based cereals.
