Hello /fit/, I'm in desperate need for some muscular mass on my shoulder girdle. thing is I always tend to have drooping shoulders and so far push-ups haven't helped me out. So can you suggest a good exercise that DOESN'T involve weights?

basically pushups while in a handstand (leaning to the wall if you need to)

bring your hands closer together while doing push-ups

Protip: If you can't feel it in your shoulders, it is not working your shoulders.
