I'm constipated,
I'm only having about 3 bowel movements per week,
which takes me 30-40 minutes to finish my business
and I feel unsatisfied.
My diet consists of pasta/mash with meatballs for lunch
a tuna sandwich + steak/chicken for dinner,
and a casual midnight snack,
and I work out 3 times a week.

What can I do to fix this?

Well, it covers just about every vitamin/mineral you need, as well as hitting up fiber. So, yeah, it should help bowel movement a great deal. If it doesn't, try getting fiber supplements, and if that doesnt work, see your doctor.

Apricots are really good for "healthy" bowel movements.

laxatives are a good temporary solution. when i was on vicodin, i only shit once in an entire week. that was pretty fucked up. so i took a laxative and i finally shit. after a week i was expecting some huge monster shit, but out came this piddly normal poop. so disappointing.
