Oh whatever, I suck the yolk out raw, eat rare steaks and drink whole milk. Whats the fucking point of eating the food if you're eliminating the part that contains the good stuff? If you're eating lots of fruits and veggies like you're supposed to, then you need that protein and stuff from meat to be proper and good and all that.

Eggs are a GREAT protein source. If you're worried about cholesterol, you can throw out every other yolk. If you want to eat raw eggs, most supermarkets these days carry pasteurized eggs - they look just the same as normal eggs, but they're 100% salmonella free. I eat eggs on a regular basis, whether gaining or cutting.
