Hey /fit/ I wanted to take a poll and ask some questions.First off is how many of you work out alone? I've worked out alone for the past year and now I'm getting burn out of it. I just honestly cannot bring myself to weightlift (something i love) so i end up just sitting down and watching TV or playing some video games.Also for all of those who DO work out alone, how many of you find it harder to do that opposed to working out with friends?
I work out alone, but its not really working out, its treadmill running/elliptical-ing. I'm used to it now, but I wish I had a friend (female preferably) do it at my side on the next treadmil/elliptical over :<

I run in a group, and I'm much more motivated to runfaster, as opposed to running alone.
i sometimes work out alone and sometimes with friends, i dunno, i thinki actually prefer doing it by myself, so i can go at a pace i want to.
change routine. u've plateau-ed. i.e. ur lifting too heavy now. go like 30% less with more reps.
i'll work out with you OP. do you live in nyc?
