Hey /fit/,I just started the P90X workout program, and I have to say, it's awesome!! I've only been doing it a couple days but I can really see results already.If anybody's interested, I have to say, it's really great...but HARD AS HELL! It really works you ridiculously hard and sometimes I can't finish the workouts. But besides that, I really like the variety of excercises, etc. Before this I did general weight-lifting on only a few parts of my body, mainly chest and arms, but this routine has seemed to balance me out and make me fitter overall.Any fellow P90X-ers?Thoughts/comments?
i have the abs section and i do that for abs, but am yet to try the stretches version i have. Does the video need much equipment?

I do the regular P90 when I don't go to the gym and it's really great. I can definitely feel it working everywhere. I hear P90X is pretty extreme.. I've seen pics of guys who do it and they get insanely ripped.
