okay /fit/, i am in unknown territory, usually i mope around /fa/ and /mu/. in the last few months i've gained about fifteen pounds from school stress and now all of my fucking clothes don't fit.can you recommend some exercises to help me tone and lose weight as quickly as possible? i don't have a lot of free time, i try to walk everywhere but i just feel exhausted all the time and eat whatever i can find to have the energy to stay up and get school stuff done.tldr; I AM UNFIT.
