dear /fitness section of the 4chan boards/does anyone have a ridiculous routine/diet that will pretty much bring you to the brink of death 5 times a week, but has given you good results in fat loss and muscle gain.and if so, post it so that I too can struggle to breath for a few hours a day.
anything in exaggeration, including exercise and dieting, will result in nothing but failure.push your own limits, stop trying to find out how people push theirs. chances are it'll be too easy or too hard.
p90x, shit is unreal, i went from 25% BFI to 14% in 3 months. It will obliterate you, make sure your in good shape before doing it though
problem isn't that I don't know how to push myself, it's that I have become way too accustomed to my routine, so I'm looking for ideas.also pushing yourself doesn't automatically mean results; you need variety to work your whole body. me running at 99mph won't do my biceps any good.
