Hi /fit/

I lift and do HIIT (elliptical) on M-W-F. Tu-Th-Sat I do 1hr10 minutes of hard 80% MHR cardio (with longer, less intense high and low intervals) on the elliptical and bike.

My focus is on weight loss, should this be sufficient for some substantial results?

Any tips or advice for cardio would be greatly valued.

A tip on HIIT. If you can go for an extended period of time, you're doing it wrong.

Well, my HIIT currently (just added it in) is straight out of venuto's book. 5 minute warmup and 1 minute low-med resistance, 1 minute high res at max pace.
