Never heard of that before tbh.
How do i eat my tuna? I dont really, but since i seen its a good source of protein and only about 140 cals a can, im going to try out some recipes with it.
At a starting basis i'd say mix it with chopped tomatoes/tinned tomatoes, salt & pepper, some basil & oregano and serve it with vegetables.
Lemon juice, seasoning, & chopped fresh parsley.
Laughing cow extra light (basically cheese triangle) (20 cals each), heat it up slightly to melt it down, throw in some seasoning and sweetcorn.
Not much i can think of to do with canned tuna, some of the ideas are pretty crap but it's better than eating a tin of tuna stinking of brine.
