Halp.

Ex fatty here. I got at a nice weight I wanted to stay at so I stopped dieting and ate normal.

By normal I mean about 2500-3000 calories of healthy foods like whole wheat bread, oatmeal, skim milk, lunch meats, chicken, etc.

I gained 4 pounds of fat in two weeks, what the fuck? I dont eat shit, but I'm always hungry all the goddamn time. Basically if I ever go off my hard diet I will get fat. What do I do?

TLDR: If I want to stay skinny I have to be on a diet. I dont want to be on a diet my whole fucking life. How do I get to a point where I can eat 2500-3000 calories a day and not gain weight like hell?

pic not related.

also, I have been doing hardcore cardio exercising for 2 months to no avail.

I lift weights regularly.

Yeah, 2,500+ calories is for ACTIVE individuals with muscles revving up their metabolism. So you have to continue running and lifting if you wanna eat that much.

In that case it's no big deal unless you're lying, or regularly is in quotes and means twice a month.

Lifting and running builds muscle which will increase your weight. But it's a good increase and not to be feared. I look far better now that when I started exercising, but weigh essentially the same. The scale is not your master, and don't freak out about what it says.

Oh, and 4 pounds is a shit and a meal dude. It's perfectly normal to fluctuate a few pounds every day. Depending on what you eat, drink, and how often you go to the bathroom you will retain or lose weight that is completely unimportant to your diet and exercise plan. Don't sweat it unless you pack on 10 lbs.

Your weight gain could have been water weight, then. Heck, it could be increased glycogen stores in your muscles. The point is that you should take the results of anything other than a professional test with a grain of salt. If you start losing definition, then you can slowly cut your diet down until you find an equilibrium.

The problem with those stands is that they only measure the conductivity of your lower body (unless they have hand grips), and even in a best-case scenario (ie, with handgrips), they are greatly affected by your level of hydration.
