What do you guys think about eating peanut butter regularly, good source of healthy fats / protein, or not?(I'm VERY lacking in funds atm so wondering if this is a cheap way to eat 4-6 small meals a day, mixing with a few veggies)
It depends on what peanut butter you are eating and what for. Avoid the bog standard shit that is packed with cane sugar, and (apparantly, never seen it) you can buy peanut butter where you mix the oil in manually.
Buy a couple of bags of roasted preferably unsalted peanuts. Unshell them, but leave the red skin attached. Then grind them up yourself. Saves money and much healthier.
>>229688What do you do from there to turn them into a paste? Sounds like they will just be thick dust if you grind them.
>>229690no, it really is that easy.
Sounds interesting, I get paid at the end o the month so I guess I'll try it and post pics if it turns out as good to be true ^_^ Thanks fer the tip /fit/
