Hey /fit/

I just recently started working out and eating right. I have no chest muscles at all (its all pretty much fat) and I was wondering if I can do anything about this? Like specific exercises or something? I already follow a weekly routine which is this(I will change this routine in about 4 more weeks to move onto to some other routines, but if you have any other routines I can follow I will take them): http://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/3day-beginners-workout.html%5C

and then abs and after that I do cardio for 40 minutes.

But I just wanted to know if there are any other specific exercises i should throw in/change to lose all this fat in my chest and gain muscle? Or is my routine good enough?

There is no exercise that will target the fat in a particular area of your body.

Exercising burns calories. if you take in less calories than you burn, you loose weight. Just because you work your chest muscles to burn those calories does not mean that you'll loose the extra fat from your chest. you can't choose where it'll be taken from. it may be your back, or your thighs or your belly.

Alright I guess its gonna take a long time to turn this shit into muscle. But eventually do you think it will go away? I feel that my chest has a lot more than everywhere else.I do have a small guy that im trying to lose also(trying to lose 10) I am 5'9 140 right now and my goal is to get to 130 but what I am afraid of is that when I get to 130 all the fat in my chest is gonna stay there causing me to have man tits. =[ But if I were to benchpress and gain muscle in my chest wouldnt that burn some fat off my chest specifically? From what you said, no, but I thought thats how it worked?

>eventually do you think it will go away
depends on how hard you work, but it will if you work hard and don't have a genetic disorder
