I need motivation. Not just to get off my ass and start working out but for life in general. I'm stuck in such a fucking rut and it is driving me insane. The only time I really leave the house is on Friday nights to go out. I can't get a job for shit because of this crappy recession going on here in the UK. I have no money to join a gym or spend on extra food/supplements or on anything really. I'm living at home with my mom and don't see a way out because of my financial situation and lack of prospects/qualifications. My head is so fucked at the moment I don't know how to start pulling myself out of this mess I'm in. I feel like my life is slipping away. If I could just get a job it would be a start but I've been trying for months and there is just nothing for me. I try and come up with a plan of action r something to work towards but I always end up fucking it up or getting depressed.

Help me out.

not trolling, but i hear suicide can get people out of some real sticky situations. my friend jimmy was stealing money from work (worked at a bank). well, the fbi came in and busted him. he just hung himself in the cell with his belt. jimmy was a really nice guy, he just got greedy i guess. but he got smart in the end. he wasn't prosecuted or even charged with anything.

For starters, I am skinny not fat and I heve never played WoW in my life. Nor do I intend to for that matter.

you dont need money to get fit. Start running 30 min a day or fast walking if you are really out of shape. best time is early in the morning before ppl are out and about for work. alternate days to give your body a rest. cut out soda, dink alot of water

Start doing pushups, first google on how to do a correct push-up and start with 10 a day and so on till you can do a lot more. push ups are the best all around excercise for ur body.

This may be hard at first, and you wont see results fast but if u keep it up and increase ur pace i gurantee u will look muc better in 6 months as well as feel great

There is still always a job. Seriously. Stop with the recession talk and go out every day, try every store, and then try them again. Even the stores that look like they'd suck to work in. And walk to these stores, you'll burn the calories.
