youve left it to late. you now have a problem that is not a easy fix.
you best bet is cardio, unfortunately. get walking running rowing cycling, but get off your fat ass.
after you have gotten up, change your diet, lean meat, vegies, no soda, beers or sugery hit for 3 months.
if you want to hit the weights, do that to, core building exercises, such as deadlifts, squats, bench press, military presses, lunges, will all give you back some muscle tone and assist with weight loss.
TL;DR: diet + exercise.
