Hey /fit/My left shoulder is giving my problems when I do side and front lateral raises. It feels like it might be a joint issue. I dropped the weight down from 25 to 15 and took several weeks off from training shoulders, but it still is giving me trouble.
It's probably an impingement syndrome (frozen shoulder). See a Chiropractor and ad physical therapy to open the joint space, release the issue tendons and ligaments and begin a rebuilding regiment to return you to ful lifting.
