biceps dont do pullups, they assist with pullups...and they most certainly dont do deadlifts.Your lats and rhomboids do most of the pullup, and depending on the style of deadlift, its all leg, or lower back/leg.
Add some hammer curls and preacher curls to your routine. Also, without intaking the right amount of protein, no muscle will grow.
