shitty advice is shitty.

If you want to actually do this your going to need to weight train, body weight exercises like push ups wont do it, or it will just take a fucking long time. For back/shoulders you wanna do stuff like deadlift, T-Bar rows, bent over rows, isolation rows, for the shoulders you want to be doing shoulder presses, and front/side raises. Throw some shrugs in there for your traps as well unless you want to look grotesque.

You'll get a big CHEST, certainly.

Try diamond pushups. Make a diamond shape with your thumb and forefingers, and place it so it is under you with your thumbs about where your sternum ends. Proceed to do pushups.

That'll help.

Great advice, except for including pull-ups in your ineffective list. Bodyweight pull-ups are more than enough weight for some people to handle. And once you master bodyweight, guess what? There's this neat thing called a dip belt. I'm not too sure that you would be familiar with this device, but basically what you do is strap on some plates to it and do some dips and pullups with lots of weight attached.

OP here. Well I couldn't do more than 3 before I started working out 6 months ago. I can do easily 10+ now in my first set and 7-8+ on my 2nd.

My pecks are kinda a lil bigger compering to my shoulders so I plan on focusing a lil more on my shoulders over the next few months.
Also I started doing squats 4 weeks ago, they're fucking awesome :))))
