I have a problem; I have a very small wrist and part in between forearm and wrist. I guess you can say that I have a skinny body type but over last 4 years I have been able to put some mass on my body but my wrist has always stayed skinny and It looks more noticeable now that my upper arm is more beefy but lower arm looks like a Ethiopian kid.

help me I guess?

as one said above, forearm workouts. twist a barbell around with your palms up, then grab the ez bar and twist upwards with your knuckles. do curls with your knuckles up, pull ups, and hammer curls. thats enough exercises to get you pretty far along

Isnt it really hard to add mass on the wrist? Cause no muscle there etc.

IIRC forearms work in the same way as calves and the only way to develop them is through extended usage.
