Hey guys.

My scenario: I eat a lot but gain very little weight each time. Talked to my friend about this and he says I have a fast metabolism and the only way to gain weight is to start working out after I've eaten. I ask him how I would do that and he replies: "weight training, push-ups/chin-ups". He advises against sprinting and aerobics because that will help me lose weight but it makes you fitter.

Just want to ask you guys what you think about this before I go any further.

Well, you are probably not eating a lot.

A lot is eating 10% of your bodyweight in food.

are you eating 14lbs of food a day? yeah, thought not.

eat some more then. Obviously not that much, i just used a wild example. Eat 5-7 times, just shovel food down, shovel it down. dont think about meals, carbs, fats, any of that gay shit- just eat food, stop, take your shit (from now on you're shitting twice a day cowboy)- eat some more. drink 2L of water a day. milk makes you big, drink milk, 1L of milk minimum a day. Lift some weights every second day (heavier weights the quicker you will gain weight, the more planes of motion to the exercise the more your body works out- eg a squat involves bending at your knees, and your hip joint- effectively working your entire body from the neck down)

I'll tell you my stats then.

Chinese, 50kg, 168cm (5"5.5' i think?)

Underweight, but I think the BMI chart is very nice to Asians so I'm considered 'just' underweight. But I'm not happy with myself currently.

That, and I think Chinese are lactose intolerant (but we can improve by increasing milk dosages)

But does drinking milk when you're 20 still make you grow taller?

milk is like a cows cum, but better. bitches love the milk because its high in all sorts of shit good for you, don't you listen to people hating on milk, natural full cream milk is like drinking straight from jesus' cock. that 1% crap america has, god it makes me sick just thinking of it. If I could I would buy a cow and tie it up in my closet, just so I can go drink from its teat whenever.

if you can't milk it, then perhaps some homosexual protein shake, that will taste god awful and be filled with shit.

The idea is this-
day 1-you eat normally.
day 2- you eat normally, but drink a shitload of milk.

which day do you think will be more beneficial?

Now of course there's other ways to gain weight. Stop for a second, and go ask your grandma or an older member in your family, how one goes about gaining weight. She will probably say eat more.

How about eggs? can you eat eggs? eggs are fucking awesome, like a chickens cum, but better. Here is your supplementary meal every night before you go to bed: 2 hard boiled eggs and 1 glass of milk. Ease your way into eating more eggs and drinking more milk. Eat lots of leafy green vegetables and red meats.

I know I previously said just shove food down, but it helps if you pick food that is superior.

mind you you're gonna have some wicked sick gas. I swear I woke myself up with a fart last night. Could've gone with some fresh teat juice right then and there. BAM

OP here. It makes sense to carefully choose your diet instead of blindly cramming anything into your mouth. I see your point there.

But is it still possible to grow even though I'm 20? I feel that my growth spurt was delayed a bit, I don't know if it's still there/on its final stages, but I am still getting pimples..

And with working out, will I just do weight training/push-ups or is there anything else I need to do to get the best gains?

well, in terms of height you might still grow. are you shaving regularly?

how is your posture? if you're sitting in front of a computer for long periods of time, its probably bad- which means you have poor flexibility- and can explain why you feel your growth has been stunted.

If you tend to feel hungry all the time, then there's a good chance you're still growing.

It's likely you will grow taller than your parents- you might wanna look on your mothers side if there are any taller people, as that's a good rule of thumb for your potential adult height.

If you have a family doctor he can discuss this with you in more detail. (he won't know anything about lifting though)

in terms of getting the most out of it from your lifting I tend to think of it as how much weight have I moved during my workout- multiply the reps by the sets by the weight you used. Going heavier means you can do less reps but you can balance this out by doing more sets etc.

eg you can curl 10kg dumbbell 30 (3 sets of 10) times and only work one part of your arm for a total of 300kg- or do 6-9 chinups for exactly the same weight moved, but work your arms and back. So the chinups become at least 3 times more effective than the curls. Ditto for various other exercises with a barbell.
