Hey /fit/,

I think I've been working myself too hard this week. Every day this week I've gone to the gym in the morning. Monday and Wednesday were weightlifting days. Today is also going to be a weightlifting day. Tuesday and Thursday were HIIT days.

Thing is, I've also been cycling every night this week for about an hour. Last night I went for nearly two. And not leisure cycling either. I've tried to keep my heart rate up above 130 bpm or so.

Long story short. I'm sitting here in front of my computer getting ready to go to the gym and I feel like absolute ass. My entire body is sore and I sorta feel like throwing up. I've been limiting my calorie intake to about 2300 per day. This takes the form of about 180g of protein via various shakes (including a pure casein shake about an hour and a half before bed) and various fruits and yogurt.

My BMR with a multiplier of 1.725 for the 6 days a week workout is about 4400 calories/day. So basically, I'm short about 2100 calories per day. 18 minutes of HIIT according to the elliptical burns nearly 500 calories and according to various websites, the cycling could have burned about 300-600 more (per hour) depending on whose measurements you go by.

So basically, I'm at 2300 calories per day, minus about 900-1000 from cardio/weightlifting/cycling.

Am I going to die if I keep this up? Picture unrelated.
