I have no squat rack, how do I squat /fit/izens?

this works until you start getting to bigger weights, once it's a little iffy if you aren't going to kill yourself get/make a rack

1. Gently ask the barbell to jump off the floor on your back.

2. Power clean it then front squat it. I don't think it's possible to Power clean the equivalant of what you Back squat.

3. Have a stronger than you friend powerclean it then make him place the bar on your back then do back squats.

I'm to the point where trying to lift it onto my back is dangerous (almost failed today, which is why I'm asking.) I'm at 75 + bar and I can't safely overhead press it. I'm trying to do 5x5, but I needs squatz to get everything working, right?.

dont do back squats then,do front squats.Having to clean the bar to squat is an extra workout
