sup /fit/are protein shakes really that helpful for muscle building? Also am i ment to drink them after a work out or before?pic not related
taking it with the meal before and after would be optimal.it helps alot, but don't think it will substitute real food.workout hardsleep welleat healthysuplement properly

well, you shouldn't eat just before you workout but you should have a meal before (about 1 hour and a half before) to keep your energy up. so have a p-shake with that meal.
Depends what you are taking.Stuff like Whey Isolates is taken just after workouts, to aid in rapid muscle development.I thinkS_S
