Becoming more flexible. Boggle !!i/5hhvyqEGc
hey /fit/
I do a lite work out every night.. nothing to make me sore.
some chin ups, crunches, push ups, dips, and squatz.

But now I want to add Stretching to my nightly routine. nothing to really stress my muscles. I have a huge time frame to see results. So /fit/ what stretches should I do to slowly become more flexible..
I want a routine that targets a large range of muscles.
can you help?

there's different kinds of flexibility. People who can do a verticle sidekick cant necessarily do full splits and viseversa. looks up Kurz or trickstutorials.com give a good summary.

find this book. library would most likely have it.
read and look at pictures.
when stretching hold stretch for 30+ seconds, relaxing, breathing deeply and going into stretch more and more through your 30 seconds.
the longer you hold a stretch the faster you will see results.... just DO NOT go too far in any stretches.
