My inner thighs rub together rather badly when I walk and have begun to sustain skin damage from the friction. Walking down the beach in my swimsuit a few weeks ago was tormenting because the friction was so painful.

I'm confused because I'm really not that fat... I could stand to lose a little weight (and am working on it), but I really can't see losing the moderate amount of body fat between the thighs solving the problem.

What can I do to avoid this friction? Also, is there a way to heal the damage that has already been done? (the skin actually feels loose and like there are stretch marks there and after an intense rubbing session there are small red dots)

height/weight? My thighs rub together, but not as severely as yours do. As im sure you've heard before, you can't spot reduce, so just keep going at it and your thighs will be smaller in no time. I guess you can put lotion or some shit on your inner thighs so there isnt as much friction caused.

I'm 5'10'' or 5'11" and the most I've ever weighed was 205 (I'm somewhere under 200 now).
