I come to you /fit/ in search of advice. I'm starting the "One hundred pushups" program on monday, and looking forward to it.But i would like a similar program for my abs, to do at the same time. Any suggestions?
Bicycle crunches. Be progressive with them based on how many you can do. It's not that hard to figure it out. Do you keep an exercise journal? If not start one and it will become very easy to see how many you should be doing each time.
