Everyone knows about the upper body exercises that can be done at home such as: push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, crunches, bicep curls.

My question is, what are some lower body/leg exercises that can be done at home with little to no equipment? Also suggest other less well known upper body exercises.

sure. invite dark people around to your house and then put the boot in. plenty of training adaptation.

Far Jumps.
Stretching! (Yoga?)
One-Legged Squatz
Burpees
Sandbag Exercises (Make your own from a canvas bag, sand, and ziploc bags.)
Sled Exercises (Get a snow sled and throw your sandbag on it, tie a rope to it. TADAH!)
