allright /fit/, betcha you get asked this every day, but well, my first post so have some mercy ^^

i´m really skinny and underweight for my size (1,78cm 56 - 57 kg), but i eat normally, perhaps not even very healthy (cause due to work i eat pizza every day atm) but i´m that type that can eat and eat and eat and wont get fat (at least i havent managed that yet)

now...as i said i´m really skinny and i wanted to build up some muscle, mainly abdominal muscle, breast muscle (musculus pectoralis major and minor that´d be i guess) and of course arm muscle (bizeps trizeps that is?)

i dont have the time nor do i really want to go to a gym (the only gym nearby is filled with huge morons) and i am trying to do the whole thing at home.

right now, i´m doing about 5 minutes of sit-ups/bicycle crunchs and 20 till 30 push-ups (with breaks inbetween every 10 push-ups or so).
that rougly takes me ten minutes i guess.
after the first two days i always had a muscle ache but it is getting better now.
my aim is to increase both push-ups and bicycle curnches (want to be able to do the magical 100 push-ups)

now, how long will it be till i see (and feel) a difference? how long does it take to build up some muscle?
what other excerises can i do?

Go do some swimming, it's very useful to build-up each & every muscles and you'll be very hungry (not like with push ups). You need a strong motivation and more than only this "training plan".

yeah, it´s not a real training plan ^^ - but it is a start (at least i hope so)
once i´ve build up a little bit i plan on either going to the gym (hooray for falling fuel prices) or swimming
