I was 6'1 and around 130-135, I'm now around 180.
Just eat alot of GOOD foods, then eat more, then drink a fuckload of milk, then keep eating, once you're done with that, eat some more, go to a friend's house, eat all their food, then go home and eat your furniture.
You get the idea.
