if you want to look like an animal you have to eat like an animal. stop eating processed garbage and desserts. i challenge you to eat as much as you want of -only- the following foods and still be a fatass: fat free cottage cheese, eggs, milk, tuna, chicken/turkey breast, vegetables, fruits, 100% rolled oats, lentils/beans, and whole grains
