Sup /fit/I need a good aerobic/cardio setup. Im trying to work on losing weight on ym stomach, thigh and butt area, and my plan is as follows..Day 1: 5 min warmup walk or jog, followed by 5 min runDay 2: 5 min warmup walk/jog, followed by periodic increase up to 7 minutes.each day has a 2 minute increase, and if i cant manage it, same amount as day before.im also trying Ab curls and leg extensions.Tried skipping everyday, but found it boring 2 sets of 110.also, any butt tightening exercises anyone knows? inb4 buttsechs haha.any suggestions? thanks :)
