yo OP, i responded to basically the exact post a while ago and gave best advice possible, anyway just get good sleep hours like no later than 12 at night staying up, 8-9 hours sleep, check out drug store for some good stuff for eyes, trust me there are things exactly for it, you just need to stick to it. Also try cutting out cafein out from your diet completely, you will notice change in one month, I did.
