This is my fatass body that I'm trying to get in shape.

about 191lbs.

How bad is my body? How fast should I be looking to loose 23lbs?

I've lost 20lbs since I started in late August. I've done 1h of high-intensive cardio excersice (running/tennis) 4 times a week. I've been eating healthy as well (lots of vegetables,white meat and low-fat products), haven't counted calories that much though.
