I'm same height but fluctuate between 155-160.
You have to work your stamina up. Find a form of cardio that you enjoy (running, cycling, step climbing, etc...) and simply work it. Practice proper breathing (in through the nose, out through the mouth).
It'll come. Don't fret.
Unfortunately, genetics REALLY played me a bad card. Weak knees. I still jog/run, though. My favorite kind of cardio.
