Ok /fit/ I need some simple medical advice. I pulled my shoulder muscle a during my last workout and while working out today I could really feel it getting stressed when doing bench presses. I decided to take it easy and do some leg and ab exercises instead.

First off, how long should I wait to start doing any shoulder intensive exercises. I was thinking about two weeks just to be safe. Also what upper body exercises can I do that will put little if no stress on my shoulder.
