Alright /fit/, I'm 20 years old, I weigh 98lbs, I'm 5'6" and I've only had one girlfriend, it lasted a month. I've been wanting to lift weights and eat healthy to gain weight and muscle, but it hasn't worked for like two years. Being such a small guy really affects my self esteem and confidence. So lately I've been thinking about using steroids. Are they right for me?

Steroids don't make you magically grow dipshit, you still have to lift hard and eat rediculous amounts of food.

Because you aren't gaining naturally, you are doing something wrong.

My guess is you aren't eating enough because skinnyfags underestimate the amount of food they need to eat to gain.

I am 6ft 150lb and I have gained 33lb and I eat around 4000cal a day just to gain 1lb a week. EAT and you will see results.

Steroids won't do shit without diet and routine already in place.

look up buttercake. steroids aren't magic like the guy up there said. If you want to trade a lim dick and small balls for muscle, hit the juice, but otherwise, just dedicate yourself to eating a lot and lifting your max.

I think most skinny people just think they're taking in way more calories than they actually are.

My brother usually eats a more than me, but he eats so much moderate/low calorie stuff that the amount I do eat comes way out ahead in total calories.

You know why you haven't gained any weight in two years at the GYM? BECAUSE YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG YOU STUPID FUCK. Steroids are for lazy ass people that are afraid of some dedication and hard work. Not just in the GYM but in every aspect of life be it relationships, work, school or whatever. Also taking steroids will give you a limp dick, small balls, an enlarged heart, and increased difficulty to do cardio.
You need to rededicate your self to hitting the gym, look up a good diet, stick to that shit, and fucking tare apart the GYM like there ain't no tomorrow.

I'm not sure you really need to force yourself to eat, just err on the side of more and be more full each time you eat - which should be like 5-6 times a day.
