Alright /fit/, admittedly most a /b/tard, but I figured I'd finally check out the rest of 4chans' wonders.

Now, I'm 6 ft, and 250 lbs (writing that pains me, ouch), but I lost 70 lbs last year by working out and being a vegan (starvation took care of that, though).
Lately, I've gained 20 lbs of that back (ala 250), and I've been trying too lose it again.

Any tips on what muscles I should work out? Last year I did plenty of pushups, and last I timed myself, I clocked out at 235 in 30 minutes, although I was sore as shit for 2 days afterward, and I know I can do 20 in under a minute.

Can you recommend any good ab workouts?
I also jog 3 miles every now and then.

Go to the gym/or buy a rowing machine (concept 2 is best), it is the best overall cardio workout ever, you will shed the pounds.

dont starve yourself but eat properly three meals a day, if you starve yourself your body will simply put on more weight since the food you do eat will be put into fat reserves etc etc
