i suck at push presses
the problem is not with my strength but with my form (70kg standing press, 66kg push press (pathetic i know))
do you have any tips on push press form?
or is my only problem that i have done much more standing presses than push presses and i should just stop complaining and do moar push presses

Perhaps your supporting muscles are not adequate, so you dodge using them and sacrafice form?

Push press comes from the hips, not the shoulders.

Drop your ass like you're going to jump, then explode upwards. The bar should be moving BEFORE you ever start pushing with your shoulders. Once the bar's moving, then start pressing. Try to throw that shit through the ceiling.
