Hey /fit/I tore something playing dodgeball, it doesnt hurt when I move it in any direction but it hurts when I try to throw anything at all. Also I found out that trying to do overhead lat pulls caused it to hurt as well. Any Idea what it is? Someone said it could be my rotaters?

well thats the thing I've been laying off of them for near two weeks now. I plan on goin' to the doc tomorrow. Is there anything I can do to workout my upper body if I did something to them? such as pushups curls, etc? or should I just not workout with my upper body, which is what I've been doing.
Rotator cuffs are incredibly fucking sensitive.Don't do shit till your doctor checks you out, if you tore something, you might have to do some rehab routines.It probably isn't that severe though, just don't exacerbate the injury.
