So /fit/ I need some help. Which is a better time to go for a jog; In the morning before anything is eaten or in the evening when three meals have been eaten?

in the morning

it raises your metabolism for the entire day, so you end up burning more calories while sitting on your fat ass for the rest of the day

and workout before you eat or 1 hr after you eat

I prefer the morning, I get it done right away before my brain is awake, so it doesn't cut into time for other things. Plus it reduced the chances that I'll miss my run because I drank three beers at lunch or something tarded like that. Ultimately, the best thing to do is make sure you run at the same time everyday so that your body starts to expect it.
