I have something about my right elbow. More specificly, i feel that it's the inner tricep tendons. When i hit a certain range of motion, i feel a tendon switching place, or something weird. I don't feel pain, just a click. It happens in all the triceps exercises i do (i don't know about dips, i haven't tried them yet), a double click during the bench press, and a lesser click in the military press. In the tricep pushdown exercise, it happens during the relax phase of the moment as i bring the cable/bar upwards. In the bench press, it's just before the bar reaches my chest. In the military press, wich is similar to the bench press, it's when i bring the weight down, just above the lowest point. It's not painful, but it could be. Also, it's annoying, so i'm avoiding triceps exercises, much to my sadness, because if it keep going on i'll have muscular imbalance.Any idea of what is going on with my right elbow? I'm not really sportive, my arms don't do much outside the gym. With less weight, the clicking is less pronounced, but i've had weird clickings for a while so i usually don't let them get in my way too much.Pic related: that's the angle in the triceps pushdown exercise that is annoying me. as i bring back the cord/bar and reach this angle, my triceps clicks.
sounds like your tendons are fucked. Enjoy never being able to do anything.
