so... i started weight watchers a couple weeks ago, and so i'm eating all this high fiber stuff, and drinking a lot more water, and i'm having really bad gas pains and pooping A LOT. is this something that's going to even out after a while, or am i supposed to just get used to this?

if it matters, i'm lacto-ovo vegetarian, although i hardly eat any real dairy because i'm lactose intolerant.

when you change your diet, it takes a while for your guts to get used to it. Give it a few days, you'll be back to normal.

ok... i'll look forward to not having to poo 4 and 5 times a day, oh man.

if that doesn't help you, try limiting it a bit. I eat normally quite a lot of fibers but still get the shits if I over do it.

Well, high fiber diets do that to you.

it won't be as bad after a while though

yeah, i knew it would happen to an extent. i just didn't know if it was a forever thing, or something that would even out after a few weeks.

It only gets awkward when you're training and happen to shart. So far it has happened to me while squatting, benching and deadlifting. :D

LMAO. That's awesome.

SQUATZ. Farts help you propel yourself upwards as you do them!
