Hi /fit/ Anonymous
For some reason my first thread was deleted /fit/, so I'll try this again.

I've recently started running again fit after a long time, and I was wondering what is best to get nice abs and pecs. I'm not really into weightlifting, so can I seem some decent results by adding crunches and push ups to my workout routine?

crunches are really good if you do them right (maintaining correct posture). But if you do them wrong, its pretty useless.

To get "nice abs and pecs" you have to build up muscle (push-ups, crunches, leg lifts, side bends, etc.) then burn off the fat through running and diet.

A decent variety of crunches and push-ups will do the job just fine.

I noticed that in your last thread you wanted to know what music other people listen to whilst running / training. Me personally, I usually run to music scores from movies as it tends to put me in the right frame of mind where I can push myself that little bit harder.

I'll generally switch my "Training" playlist around whenever I find a few fresh songs that help me when i'm training.

I'll give you a list of the songs that i'm listening to whenever i'm training lately;

Apocalyptica - Path
Metallica - Ecstasy Of Gold
Mos Def & Massive Attack - I Against I
Ozzy Osbourne - I Just Want You

That's just a tiny selection of what's working for me right now, you can look them up on Youtube and see if they work for you.
