looks like i'm not gonna be able to eat breakfast for the next couple of days... cba to go into it, I just don't have enough time.

So I was wondering, will this affect my metabolism?
and how many days of missed breakfasts would it take to go into 'starvation mode'?

Diet atm: Breakfast: Shredded Wheat usually... with a banana and some other fruit.

Lunch: Sandwich, usually cooked chicken breast with some more fruit.

Dinner: some kind of pasta or steak or chicken or something.

I think I lead a healthy diet, I feel healthy and stuffs.
