Hey /fit/ what is a average days meal like to you?

I'm trying to do 6 small meals a day I was just wondering what you do?

Tomorrow My schedule looks like this
1.) 2 eggs + whey protien drink
2.) carrots and yellow pear tomatos + ranch dressing
3.) 1C chicken salad made with lowfat mayo, mustard,garlic, parsley, oregano, and 1 small onion.
4.) same as 2
5.) Romain Salad with Raspberry vinegarette
6.) same as 2

between 1 and 2 I'll be in College. in between 2 and 3 I'll be in the gym for at least an hour. 4-6 I'll be at work doing Inventory stuff.

so what does a average day look like to you?

you don't really eat enough if your goal is to gain or even maintain weight. I comment this because I don't eat enough, and I eat more than you.

today:
1) 4 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 2 toast, glass of milk.

2) donut, coffee, apple, banana, pear.

3) soup, pasta, schnitzel + mashed potato, glass of milk

4) going to be more pasta

5) probably tuna sandwiches and fruit

6) probably milk and cottage cheese

OP here, currently I'm trying to lose about 20-30lbs I'm about ~227lbs I want to lose more body fat? Do you suggest I still raise my intake? I'm trying to cut breads out of my diet.

There will also be milk and plenty of water in there too. Probably 2-4 8oz glasses of milk and 40-60oz of Ice water
