Been working out 6 days a week for the last month. Looking to build muscle. I was 5'10" 142 when I started, now I'm 147. I eat alot, but I get full easily so I know i'm not getting enough calories. My workout schedule looks like this.

Monday- 1 hr of chest and arms + 15 min of abs
Tuesday- 1 hr of back and sides + 15 min of abs
Wednesday- Cardio for 45 min (elliptical)
Thursday- Chest and arms + abs
Friday- Legs and cardio + abs
Saturday- Back and sides + abs

only supplement i'm on right now is 1.5 scoops of whey after working out. I tried creatine but didn't like the loss in energy i encountered if I missed taking it so I stopped.

I'm thinking about going to get some weight gainer tonight. A couple questions. First, will I lose abs with it? Second, what is the best weight gainer? Third, how many calories should I have each day with my body mass?

Thank you in advance.

Christ, this is why we can't have nice things. Every retort is always disagreeing with absolutely no evidence or reason, followed by an insult usually related to strength or size.

you're doing it wrong.
you don't give your muscles time to rebuild.
enjoy wasting your time and destroying your muscles

how long is adequate to let them rebuild?

They shouldn't be sore. Usually if I really work out some muscles they can be sore for days. Leave them alone for the most part during this time period.
