What's your daily fitness meal plan? Mine is:

breakfast - bacons, eggs, hash browns, lucky charms, orange juice, chocolate milk, and pancakes with syrup and butter
snack - chips and salsa
lunch - mcdonalds or burger king, sometimes wendys
snack - 2 snickers bars and a soda
pre-dinner snack - bowl of cereal
dinner - tv dinner, bowl of noodles, 2 microwaved burritos
after dinner snack - microwaved bagel bites
bedtime snack - 2 bags of fruit snacks

snack - musli bar or more coffee.
lunch - home made toasted sandwich, curry, leftovers. maybe some cider.
snack - coffee. perhaps some biscuits.
pre-dinner snack - bowl of cereal
dinner - sustainable tasty cooked meal. like curry, spaghetti, casserole, stir fry etc. that sort of thing
after dinner snack - coffee.
bedtime snack - coffee.

lunch-depends on school
dinner- meat, vegetable, potato combination
dessert- bowl of ice cream
all snacks- a couple pieces of fruit

Breakfast: Cinnamon Frosted Wheaties + Monster (energy drink)+ vitamin c & multivitamen tablets
Lunch: Frozen Pizza + chocolate milk
Dinner: 6 oven cooked frozen chicken breasts + chocolate milk + gatorade

...damn, i REALLY need a better diet
