/fit/, is it possible for a human to look like this? I'm talking proportions, his forearms look pretty huge to me, and his shoulders are extreme. Would you need some sort of crazy bone structure to have shoulders like that?

Also, women: would you sex that?

Genetics will decide the *shape* of your muscle, but I suppose you could work to proportion yourself like that with some prioritizing. It's possible but out of the reach of the average lazy 4channer.

you can get better ones, theres a company that makes them in like increasing 5lb increments up to something ungodly that like only 4 people can actually close i think like 400 or 500 lbs or something ridiculous

Good luck. Heavy compound lifts, keep the workouts within one hour, protein and simple carbs immediately after.

any exercise that makes you grip heavy weights will strengthen and enlarge your forearms. mine grew pretty big from static shrugs.

Proportions are based on genetics, really. You can get big but how you will look depends on your bone structure and body type. You can do some faggy single joint or isolation work to try to change fate but it's not going to drastically enlarge a muscle out of proportion to the rest of your body. Fyi, forearms arn't something you target for size. In general they are the hardest fucking muscle to "develop" and generally come as a side affect from lifting heavy. Mine got bigger from pullups but shit im not swole.

Forearms make me think of baseball players. Find something heavy to swing around.

But yeah I've been doing shrugs, deadlifts, and trying to work obliques, and the first things to give out were my forearms and hands.
