So I'm outrageously fat, and my knees and feet hurt so I've decided to save any running and jogging for after I've lightened up a bit.For the time being I'm going to practice martial arts at home, hit a heavybag, stretch, and go for epic walks. This oughtta be enough exercise for the time being, don't you think? I'll be dieting immaculately of course. Then I get to save my joints and not have a heart attack right off the bat, win-win huh?
Ride a bike, it's low impact on your joints
>>151831I don't have a bike or gym access, should've mentioned that.
if you have access to 200-500 dollars to blow I would highly highly recommend buying an elliptical/stationary bike thenone of the best things i've spent 250 bucks on
Cross trainer would be better for you than a bike, I think. Though you don't specify how "outrageously fat" you are.
>>151836wtf a real bike costs less
>>151848No. A REAL bike costs $1000 atleast.
>>151857with like.......nitro boosts on it? pimped out tassels and a basket? customized bell, with unique ring?250$ for a decent mountain bike possibly less
>>151857A good, reliable, new mountain bike costs around $200-$250.Unless you're going to race a road bike, that'll do you just fine, as they require FAR less maintenance, and are cheaper/easier to fix and maintain.
>>151838315lbs at 5'11. Probably like a 48" waist. What do you mean by a cross trainer, like an actual trainer to correspond with?
i heard mirko filipovic kicks so hard your fat would just fly off
