Defining goals.

5'10, 150lbs. 150lb squat, 160lb deadlift.
First month i gained 3lbs of muscle and increased my lifts by about 50lb.

Assuming i have optimal sleep and nutrition (wich i didn't have for the first month) should i expect my second month to follow the same evolution curve?

ya you will not gain that much that fast what you just experienced was a noob gain when your nerves get used to the weight and you become a lot stronger fast

but now is when it is going to start to get harder to gain
i would say 25lbs MAX improvement next month
