Depends on your weight, OP. Or the weight you want to be. I learned to eat how as many calories as you'd need to maintain the weight at which you'd like to be.
I'm somewhere around 4000 calories, 250-300 grams of protein, helluva lot of carbs, minimal fats. And I'm only 180, 9-10% bf
