what does /fit/ do for motivation?
i like to watch 'battle of the bods' where 5 girls line up in various degrees of undressedness and rank each other from 1 - 5 on different body parts.
makes me rage when these airheads start crying because they didnt get number 1 and it helps me do more in my exercises

-listen to manowar.
-look at history channel documentaries or articles about how ancient peoples used to toil and labor under truly brutal conditions, and not only live, but thrive.
-'picture' or 'imagine' me lifting.
-listen to or see weak people and their bullshit sob stories.
-looking at other people doing amazing physical feats.
-results, ESPECIALLY when you are at work or working around the house.
-The thought of my chair and how I could spend the entire day on it doing nothing.

I fucking hate these motivation threads.
/fit/, how do I motivate myself? I'm too lazy, yet I don't wanna be a blob anymore.
JUST FUCKING MOVE YOUR ASS.
