eat REAL food. By real food, i mean don't shy away from things that you might deem not suitable for weight loss. Sausage and eggs are good breakfast foods. Just because something has some fat or doesn't see like a "diet" food doesn't mean you should avoid it. Losing weight depends on eating a smaller amount of HEALTHY food, not just a small amount period.
You have to eat and be energized frrom what you eat. Skimping out on valuable nutrients by skipping out on wholesome food will not make you lose fat. Sure, you'll lose wiehgt but you won't be burning fat and you'll be burning up precious muscle.
TL;DR: eat wholesome food,just don't eat a ton of it. Rice, eggs, sausage, pasta, bagels, chicken, beef, its all good.
