Hey /fit/

I've got a stupid question; I've been working out lately and I wondered, when I start doing cardio, but still eat fast food once a week and not be on an actual diet, will I get a lower body fat percentage?

Pic: tits are always related.

fast food, once a week, will, not hurt as, long as, you expend, more calories than you eat, a day.

yes so long as you still burn more then you eat. (usually) Skinny people can get a higher bf% from that but so long as your metabolism is not really slow and your not underweight it will only slow down your progress.
