What are some good ways to do cardio without any equipment (no treadmill, punchingbag, etc) at home, without making much noise (ex no running in place, will piss off neighbors)?

Go outside for a run.

Can't, it's nighttime and I will be arrested for rape if the police see me. Also can't run in morning because of work. Can't get gym membership b/c I'm broke. Am I destined to become out of shape?

No. Squat thrusts will save you. They're like burpees except without the jumping.

tabata squats. search on youtube.

>because of work.
sure.
>Can't get gym membership b/c I'm broke.
but you're working
>Am I destined to become out of shape?
yes. you don't want to get in shape, thats why you're coming up with bullshit excuses as to why you can't swing a ten dollar a month gym membership somewhere like planet fitness (but you've got an internet connection and a computer don't you?)

you are an asshole and you will die fat.

Some of us have bills to pay, such as gas, electric, food, etc. I've had a laptop since college, and it's not like one has to be rich to get a simple internet connection, especially since it's so important nowadays. I guess I could afford a gym membership, but I really want to save up right now... tl;dr I just wanted a straight answer without the 'lol go to the gym' responses.

I looked up the squat thrusts on youtube, and to anonymous, I say thanks.

Try shadow boxing and make sure you keep a fast pace.

find something you like to do for quite a while at a time. I picked up skateboarding. Pushing/skating the flatground, bombing hills and jogging back uphill helped me lose 90 lbs since a year ago. It's also a lot of fun.
