Day Four into my regime to drop the pounds.
-Eating healthier, well not eating junk
-Doing situps and freeweight trying to gain muscles to give calories to
-HIIT when I can, biking for days I dont feel like it

I have a question /fit/ my weight exercise is pretty bad atm, just doing situps and the normal bell stuff. With situps easy to know when Ive done enough for one day and I definantly know the next day.
-So with the situps should I do them everyday or every second day?
-I only have 4kg bells what exercisers apart from the obvious movie ones are their to do with them? , and how do I know Ive done enuffff?
