CLEAR YOU NASAL PASSAGES!
Make sure you are breathing correctly and fully throughout. If I had a quarter for every person I see struggling because their body is not getting enough air, I'd be a rich motherfucker.
Other things to check are your hydration, nutrients in your system (even if you want to lose weight, you should be eating SOME calories) and how awake you are.
Don't do anything after a meal or before bed or anything. Early in the morning works great for most people.
If these don't work, you may be defective. I suggest traveling back in time and giving your mom an abortion.
