I started jogging after a long time doing nothing, and I notice I get pain in my mouth sometimes after I push myself to run past my limit. It's hard to describe, but it kinda feels like my gums are on fire, and my spit tastes sort of like blood (it is clear tho, no blood). Also get the urge to vomit, although I never do.Is it just cause my body sucks shit, or is it something else?
Means you did a good job, my jaws feel like their electric afterwards. Don't sweat it and keep running.
I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE. I tried to explain this to someone and they had no idea what I was talking about. Sometimes I can hear my pulse in my ears too.
>>33239I think this comes from running outside.
yeah i get this too, its not bad, just means you need a rest
Ok thanks, it's reassuring to know other people get this too. I asked someone irl about this and they had no idea what I was talking about.
Your body hurts all kinds of hell when you're just starting to run after a trend of inactivity. You'll get better as you keep doing it.
I grind the crap outa my teeth when this happens. It's actually the only reason I don't run.
