Not bad, but add more protein imo.. You had 2 bananas, 10 strawberries, yogurt, yogurt dip, granola bar, cheerios, bread... You could get rid of 1 banana, yogurt, and granola bar. Or eat egg whites for breakfast... (egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, Pam spray)
You should get the Kashi cereal. It's high in fiber and protein. Also whey protein shakes as a snack... (1 cup of skim milk, 1 scoop of whey, blend, yum)
Another good alternative to lunch that I like is poached salmon salad (instead of a boring turkey sandwich). Get some salmon, spinach leaves, broccoli, carrot slices, cucumbers, and whatever other vegetables you like. Add little bit of parmesan, and some Kraft Free Caesar Dressing (fat free, 25 calories per serving)... then mix that shit up. It's good, and has greens + protein.
