I'd like to know too.

Honestly not a troll. Since it was only 90 calories, and I know sometimes /fit/ suggests eating granola bars during workouts, I was just wondering what you guys thought.

used to eat them until i realized that they're not healthy because they're drenched in sugars

Stay away from foods with high fructose corn syrup, or at least when it's listed in the first four or five ingredients.

I'm assuming these fall under that category.

At the same time don't be so anal about a diet that you cut out every thing that makes eating enjoyable, and realize that moderation is perhaps more crucial than any strict regimen.
