real way to raise metabolism is to eat 6 meals a day.
and weight training comes before cardio.
as muscle burns faster than fat. you'd be wasting your time. also to raise metabolism eat some fiber, i prefer dried apricots and buying fiber in powder form and putting it into my protein shakes, i shit 3-4 times a day and piss just about every hour or so. i eat like a fucking monster because of it.
