a good snack would be to make yourself a large batch of fruit salad then snap freeze any left overs and eat it like ice cream or blend it into fruit smoothies later.
Are you lactose intolerant? If so that's a shame, cos yogurt, cheese and milk are where its at. 2L of milk a day baby, fill that quota!
Think about buying a bamboo steamer for your vegetables, they should be relatively el cheapo and you can enbiggen your inner-weeabo.
Cutting sweet potato (yams? nfi) into slivers and lightly salting them and drizzling some oil, then letting them bake/fry is pretty sexy aswell.
Just remember to eat every 2 hours. just eat it.
