hey there /fit/,I've been trying to work out 5 times a week (45 min - 1 hour of cardio depending on how much time I have to spare) and I avoid all fast foods and try to eat relatively healthy things. I.E. salads, noodle cups and peanut butter sandwiches (at least I think this is healthy)but I drink alot of diet pop, somewhere in the range of 4-8 cans of diet pop a day. I'm wondering how bad this actually is for me, I'm 19 male and about 5'10 w/ 165 lbs but a bit of a gut im trying to get rid of. also how accurate are the estimated calories burnt on cardio machines?Thanks in advance,inb4 switch to water faggot
