Quick question. Do you burn same amount of calories if you walk or run same distance.

Jogging is less efficient than normal walking, so you burn more calories jogging than walking.

But fast walking is less efficient than jogging, so you burn more calories walking as fast as you would jog, and you also torture your joints less.

If you are moving faster than you can possibly walk, you aren't jogging, you're running.

Jogging sucks. Walk or run. Don't jog.
