hmm you should probably just go to a doctor and have him do a check up and tell you how much you are even allowed to excercise at first....and he'll tell you what to eat....This is what i eat to stay lean i take a pan and spray down a bit of olive oil and take some chicken put a bunch of spices on it (montreal chicken, garlic and herb, salt pepper whatever a bunch of spices they don't have many caloires if any)then you grill it up on a medium temperature until it is a little brown and then flip and let brown 2-3 minutes then take it and add about an inch of water to the pan and pour some franks red hot sauce all over it and some in the water and then cook in the oven for like 20 minutes(depends on thickness cut it in half when you are done to make sure it is done) but anyways this chicken is fool-proof it will always be pretty damn tasty and it is hard to overcook because the water will keep it moist........add some basic vegatables to this like green beans or some steamed
