this is what i had for breakfast today. a hot dog wrapped in bacon with fried eggs and cheese in a bun. i was concerned about the amount of cholesterol and saturated fat i was eating, so i started eating fish oil geltabs to cancel it out. do you guys think 40 is enough, or should i keep eating them? the gel coating tastes slightly of strawberries and there are 100 in the bottle.

"Whole wheat" is no better for you.
Basic theory is that the milling process creates a flour that's fine enough to have a better insulin spike than sugar. "Whole wheat with the germ" is probably what you want--and good luck with that in bun form.
After learning that "Whole wheat" is just un-bleached flour, I now take the white bun... and toss it.
