I have some problems with SQUATZ /fit/.
I've been losing weight for a while now and I'm about to start bulking, but I think some of my scenes are too tight to properly do squatz.

As an example, I can't stand upright and touch the tip of my toes without bending my knees, and many other examples of my extremely poor flexibility. What happens when I try to do squatz is that as I'm lowering my body to the point where my thighs are paralell to my knees, I start falling backwards on my ass. Wtf is this shit. What kind of stretching should I be doing to improve my SQUAT flexibility?

DO MOAR SQUATZ

As a side note, this is when i'm doing SQUATZ without the weights. I figured with the weights i'd be even worse? Or am I wrong? I noticed guy in the picture is holding his hands infront of him for balance? Does balancing get easier with weights? To be fair since I keep almost falling on my ass I haven't tried doing this at the GYM yet in fear of falling backwards and as a result mass humiliation.

Do the squat stretch to stretch out your hip flexors.

Hold that position for 30-45 seconds 3 times before you start squatting.

I like to tickle my balls with a fork when I do those.
