Hey /fit/,
Today at the gym I did a mile in 9 mins 20, this was on the treadmill. I'm 6ft1, and 120kg and mainly work weights. Only cardio stuff I do is skipping, muay thai and karate.
I know it's quite mediocre compared to most of you guys, but hey, I'm trying to improve myself and it can only get better.
