Whats the fastest way to loss my stomach fat(im not that fat, i can see the top of my abs) then gain muscle? I courtly go to the gym 5-6 times a week, do some good HIIT for 12-20 mins, then go on to weight lifting, alternating muscle groupes each day. Been doing this for a 5 weeks, and can already see results(i couldnt see any of my abs before), i also eat well, what else can i do /fit?

You can start by ceasing to troll /fit/ with this stupid shit. If you know what HIIT is, you also know you can't do spot reductions of your fat, and if you can do HIIT for 20 minutes you can't lose fat any faster unless by surgical procedures.
