Hi!As per your recommendations, /fit/, I started trying to eat properly. I'm now eating at least 4 meals a day.I start my day with a cabbage and cheese sandwich on high-fiber bread. Since I wasn't able to wake up early today, I also drank a hot oatmeal drink. For lunch, since I'm not rich, I think I'm going to have another one of those cabbage and cheese sandwiches (I'm a dorm student, limited money, veggies expensive) and a banana. For breaks I'll have another banana, and finally for dinner I'll have milkfish and rice. I'll occasionally purchase salads from my fastfood store. Is this a proper way of dieting?(I'm not fat, but I am trying to eat more healthily.)
>>9315>cabbage and cheese sandwich on high-fiber breadA cabbage and cheese sandwich? What the fucking shit fuck?
spoilers: if you want to eat well you need your own kitchen and fridge
>>9318Haha, I don't know what veggies to start with, and it's the only thing that fits my allowance. Veggies are expensive. :(
>>9322It's plenty possible to eat healthily from college food services. I did it for four years, at three different colleges. Yeah, I transferred a lot.
For starters, I have avoided fastfood. And I can't cook - no oven is available in here. :(I'll try starting to do that, though. This was just formative, no need to troll.
>>9381Yeah, I live in the Philippines. Workout is quite a difficult task to do here, and our dorms ... LOL
>>9376BTW, any suggestions on how to fix my diet? I'd hope for cheap alternatives, but yeah. :)
>>9385Go down to the local open-air market and get some cuts of cooked meat. Eat it. Not enough calories = lolfail.
>>9391I'll try to do so in the cafeteria. Maybe I'll just scratch that second cheese sandwich, and eat some meat.
I just ate beef and vegetables instead for lunch. Any suggestions for a mid-afternoon snack?
