From my experience smoking weed has zero effect on bodybuilding, what it may have an effect on is your motivation to lift.
As for this smoke thing, unless your some hardcore guy whos smoked for 20 years, you dont need to smoke much to get high, the amount of smoke goign into your lungs is tiny compared to say someone who smokes a pack of cigerettes a day.
Ive smoked weed every evening for the last 7 or so weeks apart from one day and ive been putting on mass as per usual, no change whatsoever.
