Considering getting discrete ankle weights and possible wrist/upper arm weights. I'm not in bad shape, just I would prefer being a little stronger and faster. Good idea, bad idea?
Everything I've heard about Ankle weights suggests they're bad. Except Rock Lee uses them so go for it! Wrist weights could be acceptable since they won't stress your wrists the same way an ankle weight can mess up your ankle.
What surface are you going to be running on?
if you're just going to be walking around campus or working they are okay.DON'T RUN or JOG in them for gods sake.
