It's probably your diet.
Here's the thing: When you want to bulk-up, you need to eat like hell. That is 99% of all work-out problems. I don't have to list it out for you, but you know the deal. Lots of protein, especially whey, and lots of calories. No shitty food, junk food, or processed food.
You need to eat like it's your job to eat. You need to eat even though you don't want to eat. That's all there is to it.
