Wow. First off stop eating 1-2 meals a day.
Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And eat healthy snacks in between.

Go jog, or if you're too fat. Get on a bicycle.

Many people have the misconception that less meals = lose moar weight, but this isn't true. It just means you'll gorge yourself at the meals you DO have.

Just make an all-around change, and you won't have to go to such extremes as skipping meals. Start slow. For instance, if you'd normally eat chips as a snack, eat a celery stick with tuna or peanut butter and raisins. If you drink soda or alcohol, replace them with iced water or tea. Small steps like these will help you gradually move into a healthier lifestyle before you know it.

Also, think hard before you eat anything--is this a bad decision? If you're about to buy a double cheeseburger for lunch, think twice. Look for a healthier choice or if the opportunity arises, make your own lunch.

Take it from me, I lost 88 pounds in 8 months. You should lost no more than 2 pounds a week. If you lose it small and steady, it'll stay off longer. I recommend several things:
Eat your meals in several portions throughout the day. Have breakfast, a snack two hours afterwards, a lunch, another snack an hour or two before dinner, a light dinner, and a piece of fruit an hour later. Make sure that you don't eat for another 12 hours after your dinner until breakfast. Let your food digest completely.
Drink water. It's a must. Avoid coffee, tea, booze, juices, soda, etc. Water is your best friend. Drink at least 8-9 glasses everyday.
Do some moderate exercise and use whatever opportunity to use your legs. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk more often.
Trust me, if you STICK to a steady diet and some moderate exercise the pounds WILL come off.
