Is there any real difference from running on a treadmill/running outside and running in place? I don't feel like going outside and I don't have a treadmill, so my other option is running in place, is it just as effective?

What a fail way to run.

treadmill/outside are very similar, however running in place is not even running
do something else

take up dance lessons; it's actually a very effective full-body exercise (I'd know - I personally love dancing, and I often get a bigger work out from it than going to the gym). Or... you could just go outside like a normal person.

running in place burns more calories than actual running. stfu.

i don't usually dance. too self conscious. yesterday's night there was one of those unusual days. i went clubbing with two girlfriends and danced the fuck off until 9am. now i'm more sore than after my lifting sessions.

When you run normally you don't look like a spaz kid.
