GIMMIE MY MEDS Anonymous
Just wondering if anyone else on /fit/ takes prescribed medications that may/may not attribute to their fitness goals.

Skinny fag here (5'7" 118 lbs). My ADHD meds make it very difficult for me to gain any weight because it decreases the person's appetite. I'm still trying my best to chug down protein shakes and do more weight lifting to build muscle. It sucks being labeled an anorexic when it's so difficult to gain weight.
Any other anons have the same issue?

ON A UNICORN?

Also, stop being a pussy. Get off the fucking ADHD meds. I never took them, and I've slowly improved myself and my attention spam/concentration ability through behavioral and rational-emotive therapy. Stop depending on something that is addictive, fucks up your liver, is expensive as shit, makes you feel like a zombie, and is an easy way out where you could be working harder.

I agree with>>242121but you'll just have to shovel it down, even if you're not hungry. Set a time of day to eat and write a meal plan and stick to it so you get the amount of food you need.

OP's pic is so much win.

I'm the complete opposite. My depression medication Zoloft made me gain 25 lbs (still worked out and ate the same before taking it). But yeah, because of that I stopped taking it altogether. You should do the same.
