Hey /fit/,

What are your thoughts about Hydroxycut? I've started to exercise and I'm trying to eat better, is this really a good supplement? What are your past experiences with it?

Dunno what it does, but it strikes me as a stimulant -- basically caffeine and perhaps a cortisol blocker.

If you want a supplement, get whey protein and fish oil. I don't care for much else than that.

I used it for a while. Felt wired and jittery, and that was with regular Hydroxycut.

I've seen people on bb.com say all it does really is give you energy. Why not just take B12 supplements?

OP here

I didn't mean to upload a picture of the hardcore version.

Is it worth it to get a small bottle of reg. just for cutting? Would fish oil have the same effects?

Im about 6' , 190 I don't intend on dropping too much weight.

Also, if I stop taking it, will it be real easy for the weight to come right back?

Yes, the product works wonders!!! i still use it. but with one exception. i only stick to the two doses of two pills (4 pills) and a game of soccer. i saw results, and avoided the after math..

Avoid it altogether. Stick to the staples.
