And sleeping that long will leave you tired, so enough if it does yield better results, you're missing out on alertness for your next workout.
And you're missing out on a day. The point of weight training is to be productive, that's something you should learn from it. It's something you should apply to the rest of your life to make something of yourself, and if you sleep a day you haven't learned or applied anything.
