sup /fit/, got a problem. I think i've hit a plateau, or well I'm pretty sure I have

I've been at around 180 for the past week or two, I got sick with strep two weeks ago and still did 20-30m of cardio while sick, which was obviously a bad idea

but anyway I've been hovering around the 179 mark and hit it fine until yesterday, I did 40m of pretty hard cardio and got an estimated 1k caloires burned from that session(was uphill)

I wake up and it says 181 and not to be an OCDfag or like I give a shit what the scale says, it's just a good indicator of what you did the day before yea? (i weigh in the morning after I piss and before I eat or drink anything)

TLDR I've lost about 25-30lbs so far just by sticking to strict healthy eating and cardio daily with some weight training on the side, though not much

I haven't gone all out though, so to those of you fat to fit out there did you count calories and watch what you ate 100%?

I'm starting to think I really need to bust my bawls to break this plateau

Plateaus happen when your body gets used to the exercises you're doing (aka muscle memory) and your body burns less calories doing those exercises. You need to mix it up. If you've been on treadmill, switch to a bike, elliptical, or stairstepper.
