Ok /fit/, I'm 5'9 and 140 pounds. Female. I've tried working out and keeping a strict diet, but my will just gives way and I can't keep up a healthy lifestyle for more than a week or so at a time. Is there any suggestions you guys could give me for keeping a healthful mind-set? Perhaps any ideas as to what I can do to make exercise more enjoyable?

Fill your fridge and freezer and cabinets with nothing but healthy foods. Make your goal obvious and clear.

stop eating shit food. its not hard.

for a person starting to switch over to a healthy lifestyle + diet, i would suggest you stop eating so many empty calories..

such as white bread , sugar , processed foods , "ENRICHED" foods , ect.

Start adjusting and eating 100% whole wheat products, more fruits + veggies, leaner poultry, ect.

i can't exactly be a nutritionist over the interbutts.. but yea /rant.

Ok. Well, it might be impossible to remove all garbage food from your place. But do your best to prepare ALL of your meals. Do not eat out more than twice a week.

Google "ABS POWER DIET" for a list of good foods and recipies to eat.

Step up cardio, aim for at least 3 days a week. Take the stairs more often, etc.

Above all, prioritize your goals.
