I need some sleeping advice. I've slept on my stomach ever since I was little and only recently have started to have back pains. The only times I can fall asleep on my back are when I'm dead tired and can't even think about how comfortable I am. Laying on my back makes me feel sort of exposed and encomfortably open.

What can I do to get over these feelings and start sleeping on my back?

Pic unrelated.

I feel like that too, except I sleep on my side. If I lie on my back, I feel like my tongue is going to go down my throat, and I'm not sure what to do with it. Hard to explain.

Sleep on your side all curled up? I dunno.

try putting a firm pillow (preferably like a bolster) underneath your ankles when you sleep Prone (Face down)
