Guns are for pussies. Throw hammers at your adversaries.

my idea is that the vibrations causes my the gun forces the whole body but specially the arms to maintain a static position. this will damage muscles and promote growth. kinda like a gymnatist'S body.

but im afraid taht the shockwave of the guns will be bad for my bones or my cerveau.

OP if you are into ISPC, just get a 20 pound dumbell and practice your iscocoles or weaver stance.

Other than that, regular shoulder and arm exercises work better at improving your form.

Oh and squats.

*facepalm*
I'm not sure about the "vibration" theory, although I'd imagine shooting enough rounds to get a decent 'workout' would cost a HELLUVA lot more than it would for you to buy a decent weightset/dumbells/gym membership/shovel-glove (google it).

no

No but carrying a heavy gun for long periods of time probably would. Also cyborgs.

Yes, but you're not going to grow 20" guns shooting a gun :p

After your body adapts to the stress they'll never get any stronger.

That's why you move on to bigger guns
