>>323754 Been over a month so far. The first month was just getting up to par on most machines, as even running a mile at a jogging pace was impossible. I can easily jog 2 miles without having to rest, both on a treadmill and on a track.
I know pounds aren't a good way to estimate fat loss, especially when you're putting on muscle, so I understand why the scale would stay the same while I'm gaining muscle in my arms and legs and chest, and losing fat from those areas. I can also feel my abs getting stronger, but the fat covering them has yet to go away at all. I've used a tape measure and measured my stomach, and it's the same size that it was when I started.
I'm just pissed because I feel better, feel healthier, but I'm still lugging this fucking spare tire around, and it won't go anywhere. If I had lost even half an inch in a 1+ months, I would be happy knowing what I'm doing is working, but it has yet to do that.
I'm just worried I'm focusing on so much other stuff that this spare tire's going to be with me until I dedicate time to it specifically with different ab exercises than I'm already doing.
