Fatass here. I've been running 30 minutes a day for 2 weeks now and as a result, the skin on the top of my inner legs (behind my balls) has some burn wounds, from the friction of my underwear I guess. It kinda hurts to run now, and last time I ended up with little blood trails in my boxers because of it.

Anyone else ever get this? Should I rest a few days to let it heal? Or if I keep going, do I risk damaging my skin down there permanently?

Rest a few days, next time put some vaseline on

Any other good calorie burning exercises I can do while resting? Keep in mind I don't have a bike.
I've been doing sets of 20 crunches every hour but I'm not sure if that's enough.

As a fatty you should put some kind of lubricant on there. Wear dark pants.

it's posts like these that make me question why I still come here. instead of reading and trading fitness, training, and healthy living advice or stories, this is board is turning into the primary go to for wierd health issues. how did fatties ever survive before /fit/?

OP could've probably figured out the solution for his problem by himself if he gave it a few moments thought.

Use milking grease as a lubricant.

You could go running again if you put a plaster over it then (carefully) lubricate the surface of the plaster.
