sup /fit/?
not trolling, or looking to be trolled.
I'm starting to get out of shape because of my lack of exercise. Now that i'm finally able to manage my schedule for college/work/relationships, i can fit the gym back into my routine.
I need a good workout/diet plan(diet plan is more important for me - i don't know what the most effective diet is).
I'm an apprentice chef, so i know how to cook. If you could recommend some food for me to buy, then im sure i can work out some meals.

thanks guys/gals:)

tl;dr - have time for gym again, need help with diet and workout.

pic related - i dont want to be fat

Forgot to add - My workout routine isn't able to be too intense. Hopefully 4 times a week..possibly more, but some times it won't be possible because of time constraints or other commitments

so based on the fact that i may not have an extremely intense workout routine like most of you on /fit/ would like, I need a diet that doesnt rely on heavy ammounts of exercise
