I hate exercise. Anyone else hate exercise? I envy you guys because you're so into your weightlifting and your cardio, etc. yet I cringe at the thought of picking up a barbell or going on the damn stationary bike.

It sucks at first, but once you get used to it it's a great feeling.

The way I started getting used to working out (and I shit you not,) is I would get totally fucking stoned first. You completely zone out on a stationary bike or elliptical when baked off your ass listening to music on an ipod.

Lifting is fun. I like the burn. Cardio can be a bitch though.

Cardio can be enjoyable if you have the right music. I prefer Dragonforce (inb4: Faggot) while doing cardio because it's uptempo, and pretty much every song has a point where it slows down and allows you to catch your breath before the balls to the wall guitar solo.

I hate squats but at the same time I can't stop doing them.

Deadlifts are fun because setting up a 150kg barbell is just so fucking badass.

I hate lazy hoes. Anyone else hates lazy hoes ? I envy you guys, because you're so into your facestuffing and sedimentary life, etc. yet I cringe at the thought of picking up a ice cream glazed cheesecake or going to the damn candy shop.

I don't like weight training. It's too easy.

But that's not to say that I don't like any kind of training. I can totally dig the bodyweight and plyo stuff, not to mention technique training/sparring, ect.

YOU ARE NOT LIFTIN HEAVY AND HARD ENOUGH
>> Anonymous
you feel like you accomplish something after you're finished. you're one step closer to being stronger, faster, thinner, muscular.

its like xkcd comic.
just equate it to leveling up.

also after a good hard run you get this endorphin/hormone rush that lasts a good hour. i feel more alive, more energized than any other time of the day.

No one likes exercise until they actually start doing it, but when you do you'll be, "MOAR MOAR MOAR!"
>> Anonymous
I didn't like the effort at first but now about 2 months in of going to the gym almost everyday. I seriously could not imagine not doing it. I feel sick if I miss more than two days.

Shut up and lift. Life is about overcoming pain not being a whiny cunt
