sup /fit/

got a question for all you nonexistant physical therapists personal trainers doctors med students gay niggaz & trolls

i live in chronic pain the pain is believed to originate around my jaw/neck/shoulder(i have occasional frozen shoulder and occasional shoulder pain, but its almost always fairly sore)

will lifting help or hurt my possible treatment & recovery, I could be in the pain the rest of my life possibly but even if I am or am not, what will lifting do to it currently?

seen one or two already, well massage therapists since PTs take for fucking ever to get an appointment

but my specialist doc got me set up with the best one in town since treatment started and I'll be going to her in about 2 weeks

and ive been in this pain for 2-3 years

just want a general thought on it since I've been lifting pretty hard for the past few months, I can notice a big pain increase but as long as it's not doing permanent damage I'm ok with it
