/fit/ have you ever done something fitness/health related that you later regretted?i've been working out off and on for over a year now, and what especially bothers me is my pecs. i feel i overwork them in preportion to other areas of my body (i am very small) and instead i feel heavily weighted in the front, and more so it's just uncomfortable. i'd combat this in the past by working them more but that would only make things worse. is there any way of reversing this so that my pecs worked to the point where my body is pushed forward?
train your upper back
>>182886what are some routines that you would recommend for this function?
>>182904Bent over barbell rows. They suck, they require good format all times , they are hard to breath when you do them, and they are one of the best upper back exercises ever.
