if you want to not be a fat fuck....eat ONLY fruits, veggies, lean protein, and ONLY whole grains. take a good multivitamin, a calcium supplement, and omega 3 fish oil caplets. drink black coffee and green tea, no sugar, no cream. when u go to the gym, first lift, then run on the treadmill in order to burn the fat. if you must, take a protein supplement after your workouts to help muscle repair.
