Hey /fit/

I've been overweight all my life, not MAJORLY overweight but enough.

My Stats at the present are -

BF% = 29.93%
Height = 5'11
Weight = 251 Pounds
Age = 21

I want to look good so in 3 months time for a bit of a family gathering.

Now Realisticly, I'm not going to do HIIT and Im not going to run 50 miles a day.

what do you have against HIIT? if you want to get in shape you need to push yourself, get out of your comfort zone. If you don't have this mindset you're not going to get far.

Yep, seriously. OP's BMI is 35.

Over 30 is considered obese.

No I understand what he means. I'm the same way in that when I tell people how much I weigh they go "whoa serious? I thought you were (50 lbs less)"

I used to be some 215. I'm 170 now. Lost it after some 3 months, but most of my fat became muscle so yeah i'm technichally overweight. Still got some fat around my gut.

Anyway try getting weights. Its not impossible to lose it in 3 months. the killer in the exercise thing is in the first 2-3 weeks when you're body's still getting used to the weights. a little cardio works.

Can't run... well try the stationary bike or getting up and down some stairs.

still it's up to you if you wanna go or not.

pic related. I'm the guy in green.

The main thing is to maintain a high level of activity. You don't necessarily need to do HIIT or jog to lose weight. But be aware that to get the same results from walking fast you would need to walk for several times longer. Most people are simply not willing to spend several hours walking each day.

hey /fit/, not op, but i wanted to lose some weight within the next few days.. like 180 lbs of it or so. I dont want to work really hard seeing as i dont have the slightest commitment to anything in my life, but i promise that if i can get an easy enough solution like a pill or lipo, i'll do it.

I would do weight lifting but i don't want to hit the curls for the gurls and have rocking guns tomorrow morning when i wake up, and i especially dont want to run cus that would make me have the body of a long distance runner.. and when it comes to cycling.. i don't want to lose a testicle.

what's my solution /fit/?

oh, forgot i really wanted to TONE

Fat people are lazy. Its why they are fat. They are also weak minded and incompetent.

Thats why I fully support sterilization of fatsos.
