I consume an avarage of 500 calories a fay, I weigh around 124 pounds and I am 5' 8"and I run for about a half hour every day. That's about 245 calories buned. Is it unhealthy to burn as many colories as you have consumed in any given day?
assuming 500 cals is close to the real number, yes you need to eat moreAtleast 1500, 1600 cals if youre a female, 2000 for males
Unless you eat more you are going to lose a ton of body weight.Not necessarily fat.If you're gonna be on a super low calorie mentality, aim for 1200. 1200 is already way low as it is, but 500 is ridiculous
