Thanks for the tip Anon, quick question thou. About "no things in the frying pan", how do you prepare a chicken fillet for example <- Lets face it, I'm a single guy who has trouble making macaronies with a good end result hehe. I have one of those "quick grill" stuff lying around, which I was thinking of using.
Anyway, I usually don't eat that half bad I think, no instant food, no candy or snacks, and while I do enjoy a soda every once in a while i always make sure there is no sugar in it. Oatmeal is for breakfast every day as it stands now, and I'm thinking of throwing in some apples and other fruits during my days (as I'm one of those 2-3 meals a day men), as I usually don't eat much fruit. Mostly eat meat/chicken potato/rice/pasta and veggies for dinner.
Now I have been eating this "regular" household food for the past year, as my economy has dropped dead to the floor as of late, but maybe that was a good thing. Before I used to eat pizza and all kinds of fast instant food. But as I said, now I have dropped back to the more basic food products, and usually don't eat that big meals, and all my meals are home made - no instant stuff. Hopefully this will help me get in to shape.
Pic: one of those quick grills I was talking about. Didn't know if it was the "actual word" for it, so id thought id post it.
