/fit/, I like to grab protein bars as a snack between lunch and dinner. Well, over the passed few weeks, I've occasionally had the South Beach Living ones. Well, turns out the mother fuckers are mostly soy protein. As a growing male, a little soy protein doesn't do too much, does it? I'll be reading the ingredients more carefully from now on, though...

Only right before or after exercise is the fast absorption of whey of any major importance. Soy will do you just fine "as a snack between lunch and dinner"
