quads herbert
greetings

when working the quads is it normal for there to be a slight lump of muscle around where the vastus medialis is, a slight dip, and then muscle continuing up the rest of the way? it's not obvious or huge at all, and i only notice it when my legs are completely folded up against my body, and even then i can barely see it. it doesn't hurt, and it's like that on both legs -- is this just a normal way for them to feel (am i, perhaps, not noticing a muscle somewhere on the chart that'd do this) or am i gonna die, thanks

i dunno if you're trolling or not but i doubt i'd actually be able to properly capture it, it's pretty hard to see

everyone here is too fat to know

it is a secret to everyone

OP is probably just discovering the shape of their muscles as they actually get some shape and size to them.

strong ripped legs look freaky as hell to an ordinary person

Yeah, it looks like you have balls on your leg, right?

It's normal, don't worry about it.
