i wouldnt even give a fuck if i were you. you're not fat, (sure you've got pudge but who the fuck cares, its not unhealthy) you've got muscle and you are well proportioned. i say enjoy it and dont deprive yourself to take off 1/2 an inch around the waist

you don't need to deprive yourself to lose fat, sure if you are 5% BF and still cutting then that might be the case but just because you are in a caloric deficit does not mean you are hurting yourself in any way shape or form, infact you are doing the opposite of that!


OP clearly lifts and knows how to bulk cleanly I hope, though it looks like he has been eating dirty, all you need to do is eat clean and lower your carbs, not to the point where you are feeling shitawful and get headaches and mood swings, just get have every meal that contains lean protein and the get your carbs from veggies, milk, and oats in the morning(and misc fruit for snacks)
