So I just tried the ab ripper workout for the first time and was pretty amazed. But although it worked the hell outta my abs, i really felt it in my thighs too. My upper thighs hurt so much it almost feels like i pulled a muscle. anyone else experience this? or is this just a symptom of chicken legs?
