How does I work out? Anonymous

Brief history on me:
I'm 25 and have never in any way worked out, played sports in school or out, or done anything physical as far as exercise goes.I have no clue as to what way to workout, Over the last 2 months I've lost 32lbs. (I was 252 lbs, and am now 220lbs. and 5 foot 11).

I just joined 24 Hour Fitness because its gonna get cold and start to rain, so the 4-8 miles i have been walking every other night will now be done on a treadmill. My legs and ass are lookin good, I want to get rid of my love handles (i heard they are called obliques? as well as workout my abs to be smooth, not even really defined) please point me in the right direction, be it advise, websites or both as to what i should do for abs, chest, love handles.

tl;dr: started losing alot of weight eating only 2000 calories per day, want to workout love handle area, abs and chest, halp!

buy a copy of muscle and fitness, that magazine changed my life. it gives you an entire workout plan with the amount of reps you need to do, the exact amount of time you need to rest, and the sets you need to do.

it also had VERY in depth dieats to follow. also do your self a favor and do retarded noob fat people shit like doing 1000s of crunches or just working out your chest and arms. if u do that ur still gonna look like fat douche.

sweet, ill check it out, im still just killing off the weight ive gained since stopping smoking weed and starting to drink insanely calorie ridden microbrews and playing beer pong on an olympic scale.

I never thought i'd gain weight from stopping smoking, but i just traded 1 addiction for another. I went from 195 to 252lbs in a little over a year, im at 220lbs. right now and figuire even walking and not killing myself noob style, i can burn another 30 lbs. off in the next 2 months and then get down to the nitty gritty.

until then i want to learn more about getting my stomach and love handles gone!
