This is a picture of my spine. I think I might have Scheuermann's Kyphosis, but every time I have asked any chiropractor about it, they simply say I need to stand up straight. This is as straight as I can stand up. The chiropractors have never seen me with my shirt off or taken x-rays or even seen how bad the curve gets when I bend over. I know you guys have a good idea of what the human body SHOULD look like, so what are your opinions?

Dude, I'm sure most of the people that talk about "curved" penises think it's curved up or down. Imagine if it curves to the left, or right. It's much worse, and how am I supposed to explain it to a girl, it'll probably be uncomfortable for both!

... I'm to the left. Luckily, she was a pretty down to earth girl and I'm not a particularly insecure person. We were both mature enough to know that genitals generally aren't pretty. It went something like,

google these exercises, start with easy weight use good form, whats more important here is getting the muscles working again, not big and beefy.

facepulls
external rotation
DEADLIFT
romanian deadlift
hyper extension.

get some thoracis flexibility by stretching on a foam roller,or while sitting in your chair right now, put your hands behind your head, and lean back, bending at the middle back

although some or alot of your problem might be from birth, theres no reason you cannot improve it or even fix ti completely.

be noted, there are some exercises that will make it worse. i suggest avoiding these completely until you have made some posture progress. they are:

crunches
benchpress
db press
pushups are okay
. basically anything that protracts your shoulders.

Have your shirt off when the doc walks in. Maybe you should go to a kinesiologist instead, especially if you're in pain. They should be able to help you with exercises and the like.

My friend has a similar curve in his back, and his doctor told him to exercise and stop smoking, or his back would get worse and affect his ability to breathe.

changing sitting position is normal.
you are not supposed to sit upright all the time.
just as you are not supposed to hunch all the time.
