The thing about supplements is: they're supposed to SUPPLEMENT your diet to give you things you don't get via ordinary means. I know the supplement industry is huge and all but really I don't see a ton of benefit to most pills and potions out there.
I take whey protein (because I'm an ecto and I just have to eat all day and it's convenient), fish oil (because I really am deficient in omega 3) and my prescribed Protonix for hiatial hernia, which is a bit of my stomach being too high in my chest which gives me GERD. And that's it.
I would take one multivitamin but they all just make me ill in the morning.
