I am curious as to if there is another way to rid myself of an unwanted pooch belly, or are crunches the only way?Help me /fit/.
You can't spot reduce fat, its impossible.Try cardio, 30-60 minutes a day.
There is no such thing as spot reduction. Abs are made of diet.
Crunches will actually build your ab muscles. If you aren't doing cardio to burn fat then they could even increase your pooch.
Crunches alone will only give you toned abs under a layer of fat.Eating better and getting some excercise would help.
Do hundreds of pushups, and then do hundreds of situps.Or just do SQUATZ.
