Can /fit/ tell me how much calories I had today?
-Breakfest= Glass of orange juice, 2 scrambled eggs(one yok, two whites) and 2 pieces of toast, no butter.
-recess=Oatmeal Cookie and apple juice
-After workout=28g of Whey protien
-supper=Spagatti(little bit of meat sauce, no butter, one piece of toast), Glass of milk.

(I'm trying to lose fat, I believe my BMR is 1557, Any suggestions to cut down calories?)

Shit, thats alot of calorise, and I forgot to add my lunch, a deli sandwich I made, not very thick. But I went to thr gym, ran for 15 mins at 7.5 miles/hour, then finshed with 5:30mins of HIIT, so how much calories you thinkI could have burned throughout the day? I'm I losing weight? Cause i have cut back on what I'm eating.

well.. with the addition of the lunch.. i'd throw that number up to atleast 7800 easy. And that little amount of running burned a negative 800 calories

dude if you exercise regularly and just stop drinking soft drinks and eating candy but keep on eating most other things u normally eat u should lose weight. try making ur meals with high protein low fat meat, and start to eat wheat bread ONLY not white bread. also if u eat pasta make it wheat, same thing with any bread products.

Ya dude thats what I do, haven't had a soft drink in over 6 weeks, I'm not in bad shape, like You can almost see my top abs, but ya, I don't eat shit anymore, just what i need to eat, like I don't sit at home and eat chips or cookies, I'm acutally hunger now, any tips on what to eat?

if you get hungry and you get craving for stuff start buying and keeping things like fruit in your fridge... buy your favorite fruit and just eat some of it for a snack. an apple is good for example. or eating peanut butter crackers (just a pack) is good because peanut butter is good protien.

I'd estimate you had 1100 or so calories. I could be way off depending on how the food was prepared, your protein, the juice, etc.
