Since I have been eating healthy food, I have to take a shit a lot more than before. Is that good for losing bodyfat?

like going from once a week to once a day is good, as reported by anon in a thread here before. but don't take anything like laxatives to make it happen on that schedule, that's retarded.

Just dropped the Cola, less pizza (one pizza a week), eating more wheat bread, more bananas, proteinshakes, working out etc.
