Hey is this a good work out Training schedule?

• Start the week with a full-body power circuit by combining the exercises on the next page with pull-ups, dips, push-ups, bicep curls, squats and deadlifts, and perform 3 circuits of 10 reps.

• For the rest of the week perform 4 sets of 10 reps.

• End every session with 5 minutes of interval sprints.

• Take the weekend off but do some stretching and easy cardio such as a swim or a mid-paced run.

I up the weight as i get stronger. However, it's dumb to put massive amounts of weight if I'm only going to get 2 reps. I won't get fit/stronger. I guess this was a bad place to ask for advice.

OP, If you truly know anything about working out. After you get over about 450 pounds you actually stop getting stronger, all that happens is your muscles expand, but you don't get stronger because weight around 500+ doesn't tear the muscles but destroys it because of the pressure. there fore you don't get stronger.
