I need a little help with my diet. Im eating oatmeal with a bit of brown sugar in it and yogurt with granola every morning. Then for lunch I have a sandwich which is usually turkey on wheat bread and a small bag of chips but i change the meat up every once and a while. I get home around 5 to 6 and have a snack which is usually some shitty microwaved food or a shit ton of pasta and then i eat dinner around 8 to 9 which is usually some sort of chicken dish although im not the one that cooks it so i really have no effect on that.
What can i use to substitute my snack so im not eating something shitty and what other things can i do to make my diet better.
I do workout and run daily because my football offseason is starting thanks for any help.

find foods on that list you like, esp. veggies, and go nuts, fill up. Then you won't have room in your stomach to snack. It's a good site. High on science & info. Low on new age and sales tactics.

That pic caused her family alot of grief. It sucks for her because other femolympians posed for Playboy etc. and encouraged their sex symbol status. But Stokke never did and refused that kind of attention, and she got a lot of unwanted attention in return.

also it normally best to have a biggest meals at the begaining of the day so u have time to burn the excess cals before u run off to bed.
