but it is good to keep your metabolism running 24/7 with small meals

multiple meals, but you have to budget your time and food. I eat about 30min-1hour before sleep, but have a helluva workout in the morning, every morning. one meal is bad for nutrient uptake, you can't possibly absorb all the vitals from that single meal that are necessary for health
