sup /fit/ I'm a 24 year old male, 6'1 200lbs not overweight but I could stand to loose like 15- 20lbs. Now I know the best way is to eat small meals 5-6 times a day and to exercise. and according to my BMI I should take in 2400 calories to have a 500 calorie defecate. But I was wondering if I would be safe to eat a multivitamin and take in 200g of protein but have a higher defecate like 1000 to 1500 calories.

Not a troll just (and I'm sure the answer is no) but I've been wondering this for a bit now.

Stop kidding yourself.

A 1000 calorie deficit isn't too crazy. Just make sure to be active.
