Today, again, my fatty thighs acted up again. I think the medical term for the "condition"(besides being a fatty) is intertrigo. Basically, thighs rub against eachother all day as I walk etc. and they get irritated, red and ooze a bit.

My question to you is how should I start going about losing this excess mass from my legs? I ride a bike every day for an hour, but as far as I know, that doesn't help jack shit.

I don't eat fast food. I only eat ye olde regular food that I make myself. Ample amounts of vegetables, as little fat as possible, etc.
