Hi /fit/

Recently I've been going to the gym and am currently on a diet to try and lose about a stone and a half. So far I've lost just under 2 pounds (it's a start) and my stomach appears flatter, but what I'm mostly worried about is my horrible double chin.

It's very big and very ugly, and what I'm asking is that if I lose the weight I'm aiming at, will my double chin go as well? I ask because some have said yes, while others say that once you have one it's stuck forever.

Do this 5 times a day (and before bed) 100 times each time.

raise ur head up to look up as most as possible
open your mouth and close it as big as you can
if you feel your neck muscles you are doing it right

after 1 week, o shi--- what happened to that neck fat

Double chins may be reduced in obese and overweight people by losing weight, but complete removal typically requires surgery.

A cosmetic surgeon can remove the fat pad under the chin and shorten the muscles under the jaw to remove the double chin. This procedure involves a small horizontal cut under the chin to remove the fat beneath the skin. Afterwards, a vertical incision between the layers of the neck and jaw muscle is made. The edges are sewn together to shorten, and therefore tighten, the muscle layer.

Compared to some forms of cosmetic surgery, it is a relatively painless and moderately priced procedure; it requires two small bandages to hide. Bruising is usually minimal, and usually disappears within about ten days.

It will be very reduced but your neck is just shaped that way to some extent. You're not gonna have a rock hard super manly jaw, it just isn't in your genetics.

As long as I know it'll eventually go, that's enough motivation for me. It's that bad.

Thanks for the tip, 50 Cent. I Know I can always count on you, brah.

I have actually, but they're not like the one in my pic.

I'll try this.

Nah I'm not that heavy, I'm not actually sure about my current weight since I don't have access to a scale. I judged the under 2 pounds by how my stomach looks.

While it's pretty big, I don't think it's so bad I need surgery (fortunately).

Losing weight can only help. There's no good reason to keep the fat.
