you want to get fat permanently?
i'd say your first step would be to starve yourself for 1 month, if not more. Eat 1 small meal a day. That'll get rid of all you muscle and fuck up your metabolism.
Then start eating like shit. Lots of simple sugars: sweets, sodas, etc. also eat a lot before bed.
This should get you fat and keep you fat! (notice it is similar to the lifestyle of many americans! yo-yo dieting to get rid of muscle, followed by binging)
