i hurt my lower back yesterday. it's not overly painful, but i don't want to hurt it anymore. i got my friend to give me a massage but she sucks at giving massages so it didn't do much.

however, i still want to exercise tonight.


what are some good calorie burning exercises i could do that won't make my back hurt more?

what is something I can do to try and get the knots out of my back? i tried cat stretching and the like.

to stop your back hurting rub some deep heat on it and sleep.

if you want to 'exercise' with a sore back, rub some deep heat on it, take a painkiller and exercise.

how did you hurt your lower back? is that you in the picture you look anorexic as fuck, meaning you don't get enough vitamins from your food, meaning you probably have weak joints and bones, meaning you don't drink enough dairy and are calcium deficient.

you can try diclofenac too. Takes away the muscle pain and inflammation.
