buy a cheap 15-20 dollar automatic blood pressure machine from walgreens, or go to you campus health clinic, or see a doctor... we can't tell your blood pressure from nondescript symptoms... personally I'm inclined to think that reversing your breathing (exhale on the rise, inhale as you go down) will take care of it

It is normal to get dizzy or almost black out after heavy lifts.. ...breathe in, do it, breathe out on the way up.
