sup fit ndskinny fag here that has recently started working out due to having fuck all body fat and being relatively fit just skinny i have been prty happy with my results so far .My work out routine is every second day i will do a full body work out though i will focus on different areas .I have been second guesing this routine recently as a guy i know says i should be working out every day with one rest day in a week and only working one area in that dayshould i change my routine or just keep doing what im doing
you are on the right track, except you don't even need to be focusing on body parts yet (advanced body builders are pretty much the only people who 'need' to do that).Google 'Starting Strength' for all the answers you need.
