sup /fit/. i am 5'6'' at 165 lbs and male.i work our by doing pushups every second day with 3*20 on knuckles.the other second days i do 3 sets of ab workout, consisting of 30 bicycle crunches, 20 normal crunches, 25 leglifts and again 25 crunches.furthermore i recently started doing 10 minutes of shadow boxing.what do you think about that? what should i change? i want to bulk up a bit and get a bit lower body fat.
