Does /fit/ have a weight lifting exercise that leaves you with a big pumped up feeling after doing a few sets? So far the Barbell Upright Row kicks my ass but after finishing it , I just feel like giving some Spartan war shout.

no im actually serious, t-nation ran an article on it, how it forces you to perform an unnatural range of motion for the joints, and they had all these case studies with old school bodybuilders who advocated against doing it because of inherent risks. theres like a tiny tiny chance you are doing upright rows correctly, otherwise you are going to fuck up ur shoulder sockets and elbows.
