Every time I up my squat weight, I give myself a soft tissue injury in my lower back. Physio can't find anything wrong and those in the gym+ the instructors can't see anything wrong with my form. Suggestions, fit, or should I just not squat?

Well, if "physio" can't find anything wrong, you are suffering from "self diagnosed faggotry". A soft tissue injury is something that requires rehabilitation, rest and PT. You are just sore. STFU and keep squatting.
