So, here's my diet that I've recently put myself on.
This is what I plan on eating every day until I reach my goal (haven't decided that yet). I am 6'3", 230lbs.
Tomato soup: 480 calories.
Rice Cakes x2: 60 calories.
Vegetarian Burger x2: 300 calories.
Total daily intake of about 840 calories, depending on if I add a little cheese to the soup or some ketchup/mustard to the burger patties. I also drink a lot of water.
I exercise every night for 1 hour total.
45 minutes of cycling, 10 minute warm up, 25 minutes of as hard and fast paced as I can endure, and 10 minutes of cooling down.
Then for 15 minutes I do push ups and crunches, as many as I can do.
As you can see, there's not a lot of meat or protein in my diet, I'm focusing on cardio and losing as much fat as possible, not building muscle.
Once I get to about 200 I figure I'll start jogging.
I've been doing this for about 2 weeks now and I've seen noticeable results, nothing too drastic or changing, but results nonetheless.
Does anyone here have any advice or tips for losing faster?

Bump.
Come on guys, give me some input.

This sounds like a way to lose tons of muscle and fat fast.

It's not a bad scheme overall, but...
>Total daily intake of about 840 calories
That's not enough to stay healthy. Try and bump it up a few hundred calories, maybe with some sort of vegetable stir fry.

If you're seeing results, keep going. Losing weight too fast is unhealthy, and you're already on the right track.

Well I don't have a lot of muscle to begin with, it's mainly just a lot of fat and that's what I'm trying to lose and lose fast.

You will burn out if you don't eat more. You could up your calorie intake to about 1600 and still lose as much weight as you're losing now. If you don't eat enough, your metabolism slows down, so it's harder to lose fat.

Oh, I forgot to mention, I sometimes substitute the two burgers for a fruit cup that has about 200-220 calories.
I was wondering if the fruit cup was bad though, too much sugars and such, should I just go with market fresh fruit?
If so, what kinds?

Im not going to bother elaborating as i post the same shit to everyone who makes the same thread as this. I will finish the forum with a simple guide to losing weight in a week or so, i dont have the time and honestly i cant be bothered right now.

Eat more protein, eat less carbs.

Thats all the advice im giving.

Well if the same question keeps getting asked, I suggest the forum request a sticky by one of the moderators with some basic ground rules for general weight loss.
Thank you for the advice, but if you're not going to give any rational explanation for what you're telling someone to do, then your advice isn't worth a damn.

Then ask someone else to explain why you do not need excess carbs.

Lies, you won't "Burn out" eating that much, you'll burn fat.

Make sure if you're doing this that you keep doing shit for your muscles, I did that (except with like 500 calories a day) during the summer along with cardio and lost a shitton of fat, but also lots of my muscle.

The fastest (but not the safest) way to lose weight, of course, is to lie in your bed with a huge jug of water

and nothing else for about 4-5 days. Aside from going to the toilet and bathing yourself (remember to use

lukewarm water, hot water will make you faint), you should never move about too much, because it will

actually make you collapse. As you lie in bed, you will sleep more often, and that will curb your appetite.

True, i am so sick of these questions.

side note OP, being vegan is going to seriously hinder your progress

man that diet sucks , you need to eat some fat and meat. you say you just want cardio and no muscle? you get some muscle and it will hoover the fat off you. i lost loads of fat by just gaining a small amount of muscle , i also drank lots of water and that is good, but you need to eat a decent amount. for the push ups and crunches , forget about doing as many as you can do thats not helping much , try doing less but making them harder. try pushups with your hands close together and put your feet on boxes or something to make them harder.

you need more calories inable for your body to burn some. besure you get plenty of vitamin b12.
