Hai /fit/. So i'm wondering are ATG squats better than parallel squats ? At the moment i'm doing 205 parallels.

So should stick with parallel or go ass to ground ?

I'm 5,4 138 lbs

ATG. Less shear and more power, since you load up at the bottom of the rep. Think of a biceps curl. You get more power on the next rep if you fully contract on the previous one.
