Okay, /fit/, I've stopped trolling /b/ a sec to ask you this. I've lost 25 pounds quite rapidly, going from 225 to 200 since spring. I went from running 40 minutes a day in the spring to 2 hours a day now, and I've begun to lose the fat at a quicker rate. I lost 4 of those pounds in the last week and a half. I'm 5 foot 11. So I ask you, am I doing too much? Too little? What is my ideal weight?

It's commonly known that those are awfully inaccurate, just like online BMI calculators. They have no way of telling how strong you are by your height and your weight.
