sup fit. i know this seems incredibly retarded but i have been working out for about 5 months and just doing basics without planning anything, is this really bad? i want to find an accuall scheduel or workout plan. at the moment i basicly go to the gym, do pull ups,bench,flys,curls,lat pulldowns,latraises and shoulder press's, Each usually 3x10 or 3x8. and basicly thats all each time 3 times a week.tldr. i want a workout plan besides stronglifts because my gyms usually fairly packed and the powerack is always used up
