How much cardio is too much cardio? ... would 2 hours a day of low to moderate up to high-intensity and back down to moderate aerobic exercise be too much?Trying to lose a significant amount of weight. Not too worried about losing some muscle, ill handle that later. I'm 19 and while overweight, can run fairly far at a swift pace. I also have pretty good endurance but I'm just worried about hurting myself. I don't know my limits.
If you can keep up two hours, just do them. It's not like you have to fear starvation and thus running out of energy.
