So. I've been 83Kg and 174cm since my 18s. At 21 I've gained until 93kg (fucking obese) and then begun to lose weight. I'm now 23, still 174cm, sporting 69kg and a good muscular frame.

I'm here to ask you: since I've got a mesomorphic body frame and my muscles are pretty good, what should I do to grow them more and lose the remaining fat without catabolizing my muscles?

Here's my typical day:
wake at 9, 200 cal for breakfast (buscuits + coffee (no sugar))
lunch at 13, pasta 80gr (yeah I'm italian), about 230 cal + sauce
15 o'clock: daily regimen -- mon, wed, fri, sun: anaerobic (150 pushups (series of 20, 30 sec pause), 150 crunches (series of 20, 30 sec pause), 50 dorsal (series of 10, 15 sec pause)). tue, thu, sat: aerobic 30 min jogging/running (60 sec pause every 8 minutes).
16 o'clock: shower and snack (fatless dry ham, no bread + coffee)
20 o'clock: dinner (usually, meat and vegetables + fruits).

So, I've done this for 8 months, everyday, and everything went fine until yesterday: after my 30 mins of running + snack I felt really weak, sign that my metabolism has grown quite a bit -- that shouldn't happen, since it means that I'm basically chewing my muscular mass off. What do you say I should do? I still have some fat to lose (3, 4kg) but I don't want to lose my mass, too.

Thanks.

I said I've got a good muscular frame and my body is a mesomorphic type. So, basically, yeah, I do have them, I need to lose the remaining fat without harming the muscles -- then, keep growing them.

well, shit, he basically lost 20+ kilos in like a year, it's not something everyone can do, especially here.

you should ask a doctor or a trainer, imho. you do have the body to achieve results, but (as you've seen) noone here knows a jack; they just talk.

good luck

200 calorie breakfast? wtf.... times that by like 3 and you'll get there

I don't know if you are a troll or not...but i'll give you the benefit of the doubt. pushups, crunches...they do nothing for your "muscular" frame.

....30 is way too short if you are jogging...and thats without any rests in between.

eat more meals...i eat like 5 or 6 a day

basically time to man up and eat some protein and hit the gym if you want some real mussels

You need to eat protein all day, your breakfast, lunch, have no protein. Also try to eat a bigger breakfast and lunch, otherwise you will never break your plateu. Your at the point were trying to loose weight is only going to hurt you, try to put on some muscle weight by eating more and lifting heavier.

its pretty simple actually you just have to find out what your maintanance calories are(should be your weight in pounds x10 plus activity)so if you are 180,it should be 1800 plus about 500 plus workout 300 to 500,so roughly 2700 would be maintanance.so you take that number and eat anywhere from 100-500 calories less than that for your cut.if you want to keep muscle make sure your training and eat about 200 cal less than maintanance.also keep your heartrate low in you cardio, because more intense cardio can break down muscle.when you are ready to gain muscle just eat 100-500 calories over your maintanance, and start lifting weights or your not going to get anywhere.good luck
