so i was doing some heavy squats the other day and a few hours later i noticed that one of the bones on the back of my neck was sticking out. it looks normal when i have my head up but if i put it down you can clearly see it popping up. there's no pain but i'm worried i might have dislocated a veterbrae or something from the amount of pressure put on it by the squat weights. help me.
Go to a fucking doctor, god damn. If ANYTHING ever happened to my spine, i'd fucking drop everything and get straight to a hospital. Fuck being paralysed or having impaired motor skills.

low bar is for fags lol.OP, go to the doc. it could be just a goose egg from where the bar was or something could be wrong with your spine. get it checked out just to be sure
you are setting the bar too high. it should be resting across your traps, not your neck
