Bawwwww.I started "working" out today. I'm fucking pissed. I haven't truly worked out since the 10th grade five years ago. But today all I did was some random shit I remember from years ago, and I went all out on a stationary bike.for about two minutes. total time about 15 minutes. I got fucking tired.I need several things answered.If I keep this up will I get used to it?Where can I get a better cardio regimen?
