Alright /fit/So I've been lifting weights like mad for the past few months and have seen some nice improvements. The thing is, I need a good nutrition plan for musclebuilding. I've tried looking around online but can't really find something explained simply enough.The thing is that I don't have a ton of time to prepare cooked meals. 6'1 185lbs right now, and I'd like to put on quite a bit of weight.So /fit/ any suggestions?
