sup mis/fit/s.

I just deadlifted 325lbs for the first time and I feel like a fucking monster. I probably could've gotten more, but I tired myself out a bit while I was trying to work my way up and see what my new 1rm was.

Did I mention that I feel like a fucking monster? I wanna go smash some shit up or something. HHHHGGGGRRRRRAAAAAAHHH!

Nice, i'm at 295 right now, but my grip isn't strong enough to hold up any more (actually, i accidentally dropped it the first time i DLed 295)
Anyone know if heavy rack-pulls will help increase grip strength?

Started out as training weight, then I decided halfway through to try for 1rm. I was going to work my way up to 3x205 and be done, since I haven't deadlifted in more than a year (been doing BW/plyo only) and 3x205 was what I always used to finish with. Then I got there and did them without really any trouble, so I decided to keep going. In total I think I did something like 5x185, 4x195, 3x205, 1x225, 1x250, 1x275, 1x300, 1x325.

DO IT FAGGOT.

315 was a huge mental roadblock for me. Then once I got it, I hit a new PR of 385 within a month. Go figure!

I only deadlifted for the first time last wednesday and I pulled 285, so noob gains should get me to 315 no problem.

Daaaaaaaaaayum. At 155 lbs you must have a body made for deadlifting.
