I dumping most of sweet snacks off in a food donation bin and I'm wondering if I should should keep the saltier snacks or not. So far the most seemingly good one I have are bag pringles and goldfish crackers should I toss them too or are they okay?

Worthless. Don't eat them.

Do you guys have any recommendations for healthy things to eat on the go? Like, in bar form?

Pure Protein bars are pretty good. 20g protein for around 180 calories is alright, especially if you need to sneak a snack to somewhere you normally can't eat. They also have 32g protein bars for 270 calories.

list some good protein bars in please, preferably with decent flavors or verity so we feel good about eating them

What are you looking for? I work at a Vitamin Shoppe, and I infact just finished stocking up the bars. Like, how many grams of protein, calories, carbs, whatever.

Just something to keep the metabolism running. A bit of protein wouldn't hurt either.
>> Anonymous
just eat slabs of lean meat for metabolism ticking over.

How do I get a job there? There's one near my house and I think I'd like to work there since I love the whole nutrition thing but I'm only 18 and I don't think they'd hire me.

Well, I would really need to know how many calories you're willing to go up to.

Not so portable though, is it?

>>189036
I'm 22, but they hire 18 year olds.

Up to about 350, I'd say.

So what do you recommend I should put on an application?

Met-Rx has some good Protein Plus bars, their Mud Pie Fusion is my favorite. They have 32g protein for 300-310 calories depending on the flavor. Since I'm usually on a computer or watching TV here at work, I can eat one doing stuff around in 30 minutes, and I'm pretty full by the end. Detour bars are also pretty good. Depending on the flavor, they have 300-350 calories, having 30g protein. My favorite is the s'mores. The highest protein bar I know are ISS Pro42 bars, which has one flavor, cookies n' cream, that has 370 calories for 45g protein. The other flavors are in the lower 400 calories. It's my favorite flavor anyway, though. Also, unless you buy online, I've only seen them here in Vitamin Shoppe. The last one I'd recommend is Pure Protein, which has a few flavors between 280-300 calories. I guess my favorite would have to be peanut marshmallow eclipse. they have between 28-32g protein in them depending on the flavor.

Uhh... Your name? Unless you're a criminal or something, I don't see why they wouldn't hire you.

Do you get discounts on stuff?

>>189066
Yeah.

It's a pretty cool job, especially at my location where few people really come. I just sit here playing games on Steam, spinning in my chair, jerkin' off, etc. I also restock stuff if they need to be.
