hey /fit/ whats up? I was just wondering what you guys do to lose weight? what I'm doing right now, is using a step counter to calculate how many calories I burn in a day from walking, and then using that to limit the snacks I eat during the day, I also chew gum, because it makes me not want to eat random shit during the day, and the chewing burns calories =D, so anyways I was wondering what you guys do to get/help stay thin, and no this isn't a help me thread, I just want to discuss different ways of keeping thin.

That's not good enough. You have to exercise and walking really doesn't count. Get you heart rate up for 30 minutes a day running or doing any other aerobic exercise and you might change your life.

Every good Anonymous should have a pedometer. From everything you do, you're probably not losing any weight at all, and maintaining the status quo at best.

actually no, I checked an apparently the amount of calories I intake a day for my job/lifestyle I am taking in enough calories to constitute "extreme weight loss" and also>>49126according to research, if you chew one stick of gum a day, you burn 80 calories per week or so, which isn't a lot, but it's something, and it helps me not decide to eat snack shit all day too, which I said in my main post

I know I do. I had to start out slow at first, but I'm gradually working up to molesting 3 little girls a day.

When they squirm around, it just makes me lose weight better.
