Alright, blahblah. I've been working out for two months, and decided I'd reached the point where I should try out whey to see if it helped me gain quicker. My current schedule is something like

Workout days:
One in the morning
One an hour before workingout
one after the workout

Off days:
One with lunch

Is this good enough?
