Weight Gain Anonymous
I've been going to the gym every other day for a few months now, I'm a skinny fag wanting to gain weight and muscle mass. I've been trying to eat a lot but I've been noticing a small gut forming. I'm worried I'm getting just fat in my stomach, am I doing something wrong?

Rampage Jackson has a gut like a goddamn cow. He crushes fuckers to death. Strength and fitness don't go with vanity, it's an illusion. I am a skinny fuck who has some muscle, I can only vaguely see my abs and my stomach protrudes a lot because when you build your abs and your diaphragm through things like deadlifts, you make your ribcage area just poof out. The more air in your abs, the intra-abdominal pressure, the more weight your can move and tension you can create. If you really care, bench a lot to negate the difference. Choose whether you want your 135lb super abs or maybe being able to lift some weight.

Don't listen to a single one of these fat dumbshits. You're gaining weight the wrong way, you're probably eating the wrong kinds of foods. You should bulk up on healthy foods, eat tons of whole wheat pastas and brown rice, also eat eggs and vegetables. Don't drink a fuckload of milk, that's horrible advice. Do what's obviously better for you, and drink water. You should have a healthy amount of cardio every week to keep a good low body fat percentage, weight train four days a week, cardio the other three.
