breakfast: serving of fiber one original and kashi golean original mixed together with cup of milk - 38g fiber, 26g of protein, 350 calories
lunch: weird peanut butter I found and jelly sandwich, dannon light and fit yogurt, pack of carrots, pudding pack - 8g fiber, 14g protein, 360 calories
snack - kashi golean rolls - 6g fiber, 12g protein, 190 calories
dinner - yet to have, but serving of rice with mixed berberries, counter stove boiled chicken breast - 300-400 calories? No idea on other info.

Today's exercise included 67 minutes of elliptical. I am pretty badly lacking my daily calories, and I have no idea what to do about it. I'm thinking to just screw it. I believe all that fiber I ate in the morning had something to do with me not being hungry at all today.
