I take a long time with my HIIT because I take longer breaks between each sprint than recommended. Probably not optimal exercise, but I'm trying to build myself up before I GRIND IT TO THE MAX. Also I am a faggot and walk my dog at the same time. Sometimes she likes to stop and sniff things and all I can do is jog in place.
I still feel like death after each session though, so I can't be too far off.
