Ok, I have for awhile been drinking water. I started feeling good and energetic.I started drinking colas again (about 4 per day) with no water besides ice cubes in them. Then I started feeling sluggish and unhealthy in general.This sound normal? Figured it probably does. Just a thought.

I tried cutting back on as much processed sugar as possible for a year. Best I've ever felt.
