Rhubarb. It's a strong laxative. Any success of having a bit of rhubarb in the morning as a cooperative agent to lose weight?

It's a fine line between strong laxative and lethal dose of poison though, but I was curious if anyone had tried and done it successfully (without hospitalizing/killing themselves).

Also if you have stories about people hospitalizing/killing themselves with rhubarb, that might be of interest.

Who eats the leaves anyway? I used to snack on rhubarb as a kid sometimes. Not exactly my favourite thing, but it's alright - makes a decent jam.

Yeah, about 25g for a 65 kg person (roughly 140 pounds). Still, I know some idiots, and I try to avoid idiots, so I'm sure some retard fat ass would accidentally consume 50-60 grams of this stuff, thinking they'll be excreting all of their fat in days, and end up killing themselves instead.

From my experience it tastes HORRRIBLEEE without any sort of sweetener.

Oh, if you're going to do that btw, drink a ton of water. You'll get dehydrated.
