i'm not feeling too well right now so i'm having the day off work.

now, my 2 week plateau has finally ended and ive got below 125lbs but i do nt wanna now fuck it up by eating and doing fuck all today, so what should i eat and how much should i rest?

also, i had cereal for breakfast at 170kcals

Undereating and not exercising today because your're sick isn't going to be a problem. You'll be back on track in a day or two.

I'm going tot get blasted for this but if you're sick eat normally, you can lose the weight later the last thing you need to do is weaken your body more by denying it energy.

There is no evidence that Vitamin C does anything for you once you are sick. It can however work towards preventing colds and the like. One you are sick it does jack and shit.
