hi /fit/Me in the Blue so you can see my current fitness a bit.I used to do some boxing and be obsessed with fitness, but now i decided i want to eat and drink alot and just maintain my current cutness/muscle.Do you think I can maintain my levels heavy drinking and eating 3 times a week, and i mean serious eating, big fried chicken mealsif i box 3 times a week and run 3 miles 3 times a week ? Im an ectomorph I reckon , 160 pounds in the pic , 164 now
your metabolism WILL change as you age - assuming that you're young 20's or younger still. If you're eating more and getting older and maintaining the same activity level you will likely *very slowly* get fatter although it sounds like you are QUITE active.I would say - do what you want... keep tabs on your body's changes... if you're another 5lbs heaver in another month and you haven't been lifting weights then you're probably headed in the wrote direction and should think about it.
