Joint problems Anonymous
So the pic isn't really my elbow, but I broke it about 7 years ago. I saw a physical therapist for a year and a half and got back a majority of the motion back. I have full retention and almost full extension. My problem is this: I want to have full extension but I haven't worked the elbow in 5 years aside from daily usage. Are there any exercises I can do while waiting for my insurance to kick so I can go see a real doctor instead of asking the internet?
