Hey /fit/

I need some help. So, about two months ago I decided to get my myself on a diet and lose these pounds I've been gaining for years. So far, I've lost 20. I also work out too.

Current Stats:
5'6
Current weight: 203.5
Before diet: 223

I was wondering what is the best way to lose body fat. I noticed my jeans fit looser in the stomache but everything else fits the same.

Eat about 4/5 of the calories you compute from that link.
-Make sure the calories come from 20% fat (fat, unsaturated, mono unsaturated, and a little bit of saturated), 20%-30% protein, the rest is carbs.
-Eat a high fiber (fills you up) and high protein (builds muscle, among other things)

Lift weights
Do cardio
-work out for at least an hour 3 times a week.
