Here's my advice:
1. Stop the Adderall XR - Your body's organic, don't use crap to enhance the feeling. Just focus and let your body tell you when it's time to rest.
2. REST! Stretching is an exercise which results in micro tears in the muscle. Sure, that's a good thing since it builds muscle and flexibility with one catch. You must allow enough time to let your muscles heal. 5 hours a day can be quite damaging. That's why you feel oxygen deprived.
3. Lower your stretching routine to 1.5 hours/day. Stretch for 30 minutes in the morning to warm yourself up, 30 minutes when you exercise, and 30 minutes at night. Personally, I stretching for 30 minutes in the morning and 1 hour before I rest for the evening. Before I work out, I just do 1 or 2 full body stretches to warm up (5 minutes max). However, I always leave 1 or 2 days a week to rest from the 1 hour night sessions since that's when I hold for longer periods, try to relax, then push myself further.
