Is it worth getting a personal trainer, /fit/?I know a lot about fitness and what-have-you. I've read all the guides and I know what I should be doing. The trouble is that I don't do it. I might do a week of weight training and then miss a day which turns into a week and then I lose motivation. Not to mention I pretty much despise cardio.I was thinking if I had a personal trainer, it might help motivate me. What dost thou think?
