What the hell, /fit/. Why am I always hungriest after eating a big meal? I'm perfectly filled when I eat something like a small bowl of soup or sushi handroll for lunch, but after a big meal I'm always starving. (And I always eat breakfast and lunch, so it's not as though I'm famished at the end of the day.)Yes, I know I'm not supposed to eat big meals in the evening. I'm more interested in the science behind this.
