So /fit/, I popped my fucking arm out again.

My father has a slight clicking in his jaw when he chews food. It's to do with his muscle being too soft to actually hold the bone in place. I don't have the time to go see a doctor and be told to rest, because "resting" my arm hasn't done anything before.

So, to strengthen my muscles enough to hold my fucking arm in place next time I muck about I need a routine that will strengthen my rear deltoids. Thanks, /fit/.

I have the exact same problem. I was benching and some fucker hits the bar causing me to drop it on my right side, now my right arm is fucked and I can't do shoulders.

Enjoy your increasingly severe permanent damage.

I didn't rest my body after I got injured either. Now I have to have surgery to fix it, and it will never be as strong again.
