Are there any good upper bodder excercises i can do in my flat? I have some dumbells but i'm not joining a gym here as i go home in a month so it wouldn't really be worth it. Cheers.

Just do them on the floor. You don't get a full range of motion but whatever. You can also do dumbbell curls, hammer curls, bent-over rows, lying triceps extensions, lateral raises, bent-over lateral raises, kickbacks, tons of things. Look here: http://exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

Oh, and if you want some more strength, do dips. You'll need two surfaces to hoist up onto, but even if they're uneven you'll be okay, just switch sides and do an equal number either way.
Handstand pushups against a wall are great, too.
