I have always been a bit thin growing up, all the way until 19 years of age, when fast food and a shitty lifestyle took the better of me. Went up from about 65kg to 89, thinking myself to be on the verge of turning in to a registered "fatty" if I rolled over to 90kg+.
Started jogging and got in to really great shape after about half a year/full year. Went down to about 69. Stayed there for abut 2 years, then .. well I dunno, it was just like the first time, shitty lifestyle came back. The good life of being a bit fit got over my head (scoring about every weekend and getting shit drunk every party I went to), and thus I stopped working out. And then it went really shitty, up to as bad as 105kg when I was as fattest. But now I have started taking it of again, jogging on a daily basis and a good diet.Working great so far.
The goal is to get down to around 70 kg with cardio, and then start to work out to shape me up again. Keeping up with the cardio, and not stopping the training this time!
