HIIT : How to do it exactly?I spent several weeks jogging for 30 minutes, but I really didn't feel anything from it. I then moved on to several weeks of 5 mile runs (roughly an hour of running) which was great excersize, but took too damn long to keep it up.I have heard that HIIT is more efective at for losing weight than long distance running, and only takes 15-30 minutes. Anyone experienced in this?Picture very related.
