OVERHEAD SQUATZ, back squatz, front squatz, dead lifts, stiff leg dead lifts, good mornings, snatches, clean and jerk, jerks, standing military press. If you seriously want to build a stronger core when your little ab exercises aren't enough, step up to something that will do a whole lot more then strengthen your abs.
Maybe you don't realize it but your LOWER BACK IS PART OF YOUR CORE. If you have a weak lower back and strong abs, seriously you aren't doing your self a favor.
Your body exists as WHOLE, so work out the WHOLE fucking thing.
