hi /fiti'm trying to put on weight at the moment so i've doubled the amount of oats i eat every morning to 1 cup (with 2 cups of water to make porridge or gruel) and drink 1 cup of soymilk.this is just the start but it has a balance of carbs/fats/proteins and lots of fiber.so is this a good way to start the day?
i have never heard of this strategy of living. how do you feel after you do this?
