Tips for a Beginner? Anonymous
Hey, /fit/. I just started working out today...I was running regularly before that, but it just started getting too hard on my knees.

Mainly, I'm looking for any kind of advice for a beginner. What equipment should I use to get an all-around healthy body. Diet will change as wel.

I weigh 160 lbs, but I don't look...chiseled like I want to be.

Will do. I'd like to get time in on all of the equipment. I just don't know how much I can take since I've never worked out much before.

How come shit like this doesn't get deleted, but me saying all you need is a barbell, some dumbells, some plates, a bench, a squat rack and something to do chinups on is enough for a monster physique.

Atleast I fucking acknowledge the bottom half of my body.
