How's this for my breakfast? Anonymous
A bit of rotisserie chicken. Bowl of oatmeal. Thing of yogurt. Glass of milk. Potato salad and MAAAAYBE a full can of sardines in tomato sauce. What else should I eat?

Bowl of OATZ. One hard boiled egg. 1multvitamin, 600mg of OMEGA-3 fishoil, and a glass of water.

looks good, i would take out the yougurt (unless you love it) and take some fruit, maybe a banana or an apple.
and the omegas are good, but you can find them elsewhere, like peanuts and other semy-seeds (i like to call them that)

also, are you trying to but on weight or lose weight? looks like a lot of calories for a breakfast (if you're trying to lose)

I'll ADD the fruit and keep the yogurt. So now I'm having:

Yes I use that website off and on. According to that website I need to IDEALLY have 3,070 calories per day. According to BMR calculations plus 500 calories I need 2620 calories.
