OK /fit/, in the last couple of months I've lost 40lbs, coming down from 240lbs to being 200lbs now. I now just want to shift those last few stubborn pounds and gain some definition. I don't want to be TOO defined though. Any recommendations?

To OP: Just hit up the cardio and watch your caloric intake, man. Go for morning runs, keep your calories per day down to around 1700-1800 (assuming you're of average height) and drink plenty of water. Fat'll melt off you.
