I hate when my body is sore for days after pumping that iron. Will hgh help drastically reduce the time it takes for muscles to heal? What brand of hgh does anonymous use?

No pain, no gain. Try using deep freeze/heat, though they never did much good for me when my thighs ached after shovelling tonnes of gravel. Just endure the pain knowing you are becoming stronger.

The pain is normal, if you are new to workouts. your muscles will get used to it soon.

You cant get real HGH without a perscreiption. You can however, get HGH stimulating stacks, or make your own from seperate amino acids. I do an Arg/Orn/Lys stack myself before bed and it has really helped me with more definition.

You're supposed to be in some pain. When you work out you are actually tearing up your muscles a little then, they rebuild to be a little bit better than they were before. Once you've recovered you start the process again: Thats how you get bigger, stronger, faster.
