what did you eat today /fit/?

I'll start

11am yogurt with flaxseed
1pm peach
3pm banana
5pm turkey sandwich on one piece of whole wheat tortilla with spinach and cheese and light mayo ( I know!! awful!)
7:30pm Steak with salad of spinach and tomatoes
8:30 cantaloupe

I've beeen drinking nothing but water and green tea I brew myself.

oh and for exercise. I walk/jogged 7 miles and did free weights for 35 minutes.

4:30 pm - Turkey Sandwich with cucumbers.
6:40 pm - Bowl of Spaghetti, Salad, and 2 slices of bread.
Green Tea and water aswell.
Weights for an hour and finishing with 200 pushups.

Noon: Bowl of cereal
12:30: Glass of juice
3:00 Granola bar
7:00 Sausage with mustard
And I gave in and had a frappuccino from starbucks as dessert.

OP here: the weird thing is that since I changed my eating habits..these foods that I ate today were filling and I hate feeling full and stuffed, especially in the summer..(NOT anorexic. I am overweight and working on losing weight.)

11 am: half bowl of oats
11:30 am 45m workout
12:30 pm protein shake,2 egg whites 1 whole egg, half bowl of oats
apple somewhere between next meal
4pm chicken + lettuce
another protein shake
7:30pm chicken tuna lettuce steamed brocoli
10:55 now some blueberries

and some cottage cheese in an hour or so

I woke up at 2pm, ate an egg sandwich on wheat bread with soy ham and cheese.

Ate some apple sauce

ate some pistachios while playing video games

had a small spinach salad for lunch

ate more applesauce (i love applesauce)

Just ordered a vegan pizza for dinner.

Then Ima gonna play some more video games and smoke a bowl.
