Lunch time fewd. Anonymous
So I've been working pretty much every day for the last 3 weeks and working the next 3 weeks, and I've had absolutely no time to make my lunch of breakfast, working 12 hour shifts.

Question is, what can i eat which is reasonably healthy and filling? This is what I've been eating on off, Fill me in guys.

-Sushi (Teriyaki Chicken, 2 Rolls)
- Chicken Kebab with Lettuce, Onion, Chilli and BBQ Sauce
- A chicken sandwich on brown bread with lettuce, onion carrot and BBQ sauce, small amount of salt.
- Spag bowl.
- Thai Chicken hokkien noodles.
- A Chicken schnitzel wrap with lettuce, onion BBQ Sauce(anyone else see a trend here)

If you were to arrange these in order of healthiest to most unhealthy, what would the outcome be? I'm actually trying to slim down and bulk up, I do 20-25 minutes every night of workout including cardio and power training.

TY In Advance.

-Big banana buzz (Boost)
-Peach Ice Tea
-Diet coke.

You have the time. I've been eating breakfast very early and immediately cook my lunch afterwards. I also stock up on better snack alternatives (low sodium v8, dried fruit, nuts, granola bars that aren't filled with crap) to keep on hand at work. If you're motivated enough to care about what you eat and work out, you can take an extra fifteen minutes in the morning to actually take care of yourself.

what you eat for breakfast, what kind of bars?

I've been eating an apple to train every morning, and another apple during day, then 2 sushi rolls, boost, then train home.

Breakfast - Oatmeal, glass of No Sugar Added Instant Breakfast and some fruit/juice.

Bars - I don't remember what they are (since they're at work), but just read the ingredients. If it looks like crap, don't buy it.
