I can really use some good advice right now.I'm going to fly overseas to see my relatives in around 2 weeks and I'm looking for a way to possibly loose 10-15kg before the flight. I must admit I was in terrible shape last time I went back and I took a lot of flackful of shitty jokes because of it. The good thing is that I actually have worked out a bit, but I really want that 10-15kg off me.At the moment I'm roughly 5'9" and somewhere of around 80kg with an estimate of 18% body fat. Currently I got a TotalGym at home (was a present and I'm used to handling it) as well as an ab machine.The really good news is that I got ALL 2 weeks to do this shit, so any advice on diets and the amount of reps to do on machines would be brilliant.Pic somewhat irrelevant

hey bra', just stop eating and lift a shitload of heavy ass weights. Your body will be like "shit, i have no energy and i need to curl, let's use the motherfucking fats" and you'll lose the fat in no time. True story bra'.
Chopping the leg off might get me the weight goal but my body will still look a bit off.Second suggestion seems plausible. And does seem extreme enough for me to loose to the weight in 2 weeks.

Perhaps the weight loss goal is a bit over ambitious, what should I aim for if I have 2 week's worth of free time?My diet at the moment is rather average. Definitely enough fruit (probably 3 apples a day) and veggies (3 fistfuls). I love my meat so I would guess that my protein intake is sufficient, and I drink 2 glasses of milk a day. Anything should I look out for/change?

Cut out any and all sugary drinks, soda etc. Eat 6 small meals through out the day.Also might help to catalog what you eat the first week so you can tweak it if need be on the 2nd week.
Op, a serious amount to aim for in 2 weeks would be 4lbs.
