Sup /fit/, quick question.

I've been out of shape for awhile and I've started riding my bike, playing DDR, and doing little workout-type things before and after I wake up everyday. I weigh about 168 lbs. and I have a gut, but I'm pretty fucking skinny.

Will I develop any sort of muscle in places other then my legs at the rate I'm going? I do 100 laying down sit-ups and push-ups everyday (except certain days when I'm extremely tired), but that's 50 before AND after, not 100 both times.

tl;dr will my shitty "workout routine" do anything for me?

not by much,
unless you ride your bike while having the right heart rate for a long enough time and eat fairly healthy
also you might want to get a few different ab exercises and switch them up

See, I don't really have the time to do go and work out in a gym, or learn about fancy routines and stuff. I mean, I COULD squeeze it in, but I just want to be in shape and look a bit better, that's all.

Any ideas would be fantastic as I'm going to do my stupid little thing now and crash so I'll bookmark thread and bump it in the morning.

it'll improve endurance, cardiovascular helath, and overall fitness... it won't make you ripped nor will you suddenly be lifting 150 pounds like it was nothing

basicly, it sounds good for general health, my friend... not for physical training
