That's the exact opposite of what you want to do, the lift you hate the most is the one you need to work hardest at. OHP is a bitch of a lift, but 80lbs isn't bad if you only weigh 110. Gains on it will always be hard, and until your wrists strengthen it will probably hurt, it took me about 2 months on stronglifts until I could do OHP without getting sore wrists. The only thing you can really do is just grit your teeth and kick it's ass.
