just started weight training last week and was doing strictly cardio 5-6 days a week before that for some fat loss

do want a routine

1 school year as a school "personal training" under a somewhat good routine.
1 month of unfocused gym work.

i think i did sort of good as at the beginning i could not o a single push up however now i can max 225 lbs.

6 months of unfocused lifting. sadly, I stumbled upon /fit/ after the university gym closed for summer.
running and game activities like football, slalom rollerskating and shit for the last two years.
