Hi /fit/
lately, i have becoming very fat, because college dont give me time to do my previous activities (Vale Tudo and Taekwondo) but now i got kind of 1 hour at day and 2 weights, maybe heavy or mid weight, what you recomend to me to do so i can regain shape?

Diet is the clinch factor for weight. Watch the starches and sugar intake. Running is great.

The problem is that i pass almost all day at college or studying, so i have to eat trash, since is that or dont eat anything, can please help with a easy and cheap diet too?

Easiest portable foods: Zone/Balance bars, and SlimFast cans w/extra protein (canned milk w/fiber & vitamins)

Next on the EZ scale would be sandwiches & fruit or carrots or something. Like a gradeschool packed lunch.

have u tried on doing the same you did before? not talking about you go back to vale tudo and tkd, but do the same exercizes
