Hi everyone I want to know how to get a really nice ass, yes there are squats and lunges, but no site has been able to tell me how many to do to get serious results!! Pic related, I want an ass like hers!!! I already do cardio but I admit I have poor msucle tone. So to get a srsly hot ass what do I have to do? I weight 120 and am 5'4. If you have any DVD'S that have given you awesome results plz post. THANKS!

as well as the recommendations already given, get on the stairmaster and put it on max or just sprint up bleachers if they are available to you. I have asscheeks of steel.

yeah good suggestion. reverse lunges and drive your heel through the floor when you're coming up. your ass will burn.
