So yeah. It's come to my attention that I'd like to improve my flexibility. It's also come to my attention that I should have noticed that I wanted something like that when I noticed that I had issues touching the ground from a standing position, but let's not get into that now. I don't know how to go about getting bendier, and any attempts to look it up on Google have given me some delightful websites full of women that can and often do lick their own labias.

Halp. Additional information, I'm roughly 5'8" and weigh somewhere around 150. Picture unrelated because I'm pretty sure this board is supposed to be about muscles, not unpleasantly hairy twigmen, such as myself.

Take a look at that. It helped me when I wanted to gain back some of the flexibility I lost when I stopped doing judo.

Still I've always been quite flexible because i'm short so i'm not sure if it will help you as it helped me.
