sup /fit/, does it matter when you eat during the day as long as you consume the same amount of calories?

For example, I started a diet about a week ago and my regular schedule is wake up at 6am, eat at 1pm, eat around 7-8pm and go to sleep around 10-11pm. I was wondering if eating something small for breakfast would be more beneficial to my diet or if my eating habits are fine.

Thanks in advance; pic not related.

Yes. Certain diets will increase your chances of dying earlier.

My main question was would the eating habits I described have a lower effect of losing weight than eating habits if I was to eat breakfast regularly.

Try not to eat after 5 pm. If that's too difficult, 8pm.

Big breakfasts have been proven to increase and sustain weight loss.

Not eating breakfast is stupid.

Eating breakfast helps you get throughout the day, if you don't have it your body starts using other stuff in your body for energy, Like stored fat, muscle tissue etc. Also dont eat dinner after 6 PM, you won't have enough time to break it down and use it all up unless you are working out at 7-10 PM. Lunch time is fine just think proportionate.

This is such bullshit.
Eat whenever the fuck you want. If you eat one big meal, your metabolism will go up a lot. If you eat lots of small meals, it will go up a smaller bit every time you eat. You can starve the whole day and eat a 2000 kcal dinner at night if you like. It's all about kcal in/out. Not when you ingest them.

Body won't have enough time to break that shit down enough that it matters.
