"Nutrition Plan" Anonymous
(Background Story)
So I'm nearing 200 at 6', all fat.
This summer I decided to get in shape, I meant to do it during school but I wasn't consistent with going to the gym, and ate garbage being that I work at Dunkin Donuts...
Now I'm going to dedicate my summer to all the proper components involved in loosing fat, and gaining some muscle in the process
(Background Story)

So-
I have a Gym Membership-will go an hour every day except Saturday, Cardio (giving HIIT a go), free weights

I don't know what to do as far as a meal plan.
I'm aiming for 4 meals a day
