Muscle Imbalance Anonymous
mis/fit/s heres the problem: Got hospitalized last summer, weight went down to nothing - 109 lowest when optimal is 155-160. So I get out, recover some at home and decide its time to stop looking so ethiopian
Problem was (i think anyway) my left arm etc. was slightly stronger than my right and so now that I've been working out a while I've got an imbalance in my chest muscles going on where my left peck is larger than my right.
I want to even this shit out, wtf should I do?

tl;dr: Left Peck larger than Right, need help to even it out

If you are a real man anything less then 200 pounds is skinny shit.

Sometimes things are imbalanced. Make sure your chest work is done with good form and don't be in a huge rush to ass weight and things should even out.
