for the strength training routine listed in the 7chan FAQ should I be doing 5 sets of 5 with the same weight or working up to a final set of 5 reps like in a traditional 5x5 routine?
personally i do 5x5 of the same weight
dunno about 7chan but stronglifts 5x5 does 5 sets of same weight. That's what im doing, bro. I've already gained 6 lbs in 3 weeks.
