Hey /fit/This is my current weight loss....The white dots are the raw weight. The red line is the safe average, since weight loss can go up and down for random reasons.The yellow line is my projection, as long as I stay under that I will reach 85kg by March 09.I have managed to do this current weight loss without changing anything but regulating my diet alone.As expected my BMR is slowing with every week of weight loss so it will continue to get harder and harder.Any one got any good tips for lazy arse faggots like myself to get my metabolism going. Alternatively I could just progressively intake less and less kJ of energy each week but that wont get me to much further.I fucking loath running and shit, but im happy to do pushups and weights. Well that sounds good then!I just often hear people saying trying to lose weight and build muscle is impossible.And most health specialists recommend Cardio for weight loss, not weights. I figured there was some reason.
