Soup /fit/I was wondering anybody could help me out with a 7 day ~1600 calorie meal plan. I'm 16 years old, 210 pounds, 6'2". I'm a weight lifter, but I just recently got a girlfriend, and I'm more interested in looking fit, rather then being bulky. I'm hoping to lose at least 20 pounds by the end of summer. I'll be riding my bike 50-75 miles a day for the rest of the summer, plus I'll be hitting up the weight room every other day.
