do your 'cardio' anaerobically vs aerobically.
incorporate short rest pauses to allow anaerobic systems to recover and maintain high intensity of exertion.
but then again, this actually is 'difficult' and takes 'work', which are pretty major road blocks to anyone on /fit/, especially when your WoW guild needs your level 61 protection bubbles
also, sherk is fucking win, his conditioning sessions are a blast too. Monson does this kinda thing as well.
