You give Crossfit mad propz because it's effective, they identified what are the most effective workout schemes and rotate them around on a random basis, and they have a knowledgeable and helpful forum. But you don't like it because they're not 'innovative' enough? The fundamentals of fitness never change. These 'innovative' regimens that you claim get pushed to the side are merely reduxes of old ideas or complete hash. Great reason there, buddy.
