i tend to just mix soy protein with milo and skim milk. but i use maybe 3 spoons of milo to mask the taste. i do this daily, maybe twice. is this doing more harm than good? i dont know any other way to get it down

i mix my protein with peanut butter (organic of course), rice milk (helps with flavor), if i have vanilla i use fruits as well.

protein is good if taken correctly, if you are doing this on your own you might want to check with a personal trainer or your gym on nutrition.
