grips are fucking shit.
I'm also interested in getting some powerful forearms, but I noticed that the most effective workout for my forearms was.. working out, weight lifting in general. I'd been using grips for a year, and got bassically no results, but after going to a gym 3 times, my grip was alot stronger.
Try wrist curls and do what>>439868said.
to work on forearms, rely on deadweights, not resistance based pieces of crap like this and elastics.
