I'm 6'2 and a skinny 170 lbs...
Give me a good routine to build mass. I work out 3 times a week, and I have a good base to start from...

technically, you cannot be diagnosed with anorexia if your bmi is over 17.5. six foot at 130 is a 17.6 so he just misses it lol

I'm 6'0.5 and 140lbs. I eat around 4000 calories a day.

Drink a fuck ton of Whole Milk, eat meats (Steak FTW), and pasta pasta pasta. Also squats duh. Went from being 6'2" 145 to 172 in around 3 months. Going for 185 by december.
