For the last two weeks I haven't eaten any chocolate, carbonated drinks, sugary foods, unsaturated fats etc. I feel as though in this period ive lost a lot of the excess fat on my body - i've also been doing weight work and sit ups at a far greater intensity than usual + soccer/running. Today ive had bouts of cramp in my calfs, could this be attributed to my diet (very little salt) or the sudden upturn in exercise. Also are their any high intensity exercises I could do to start improving my core aesthetics - other than the traditional boring routine of crunches, sit ups etc. pic related, my stomach
