Hey /fit/ what would you recommend for an after workout bar/shake?

Banana, apple and orange smoothie.

I'm more looking for something I could buy and bring with me so that I could replenish right after I left the gym.

Your favorite protein powder, fresh blueberries, OJ, vanilla yogurt, and ice.

Ahh. I've never been a big bar kind of guy. But you can always buy shaker cups and put protein powder in it. Then when you need your protein shake, just find a water fountain.

Bars are a complete ripoff, stick to whey shakes

1 scoop Vanilla/Flavorless whey
2 scoops Gatorade Powder
5-10oz. Glutamine
24oz. water.

Cheapest source of carbs (without a bunch of shit you don't want) for post workout. Put all the powders in a shaker, and take a bottle of water or use a fountain.

Well I have...

1-2 Scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein
Cube of Ice x3
Banana (Sometimes two)
Milk.. random amounts till I think it's enough, and depending on if I want it thick or not.
Vanilla Ice Cream (Using a large spoon I take two scoops)

Gee it sure is good. This is more of a meal replacement/supplement so for those trying to lose weight you may not want to add the ice cream and such.
