Alright, I think I understand now, correct me if I'm wrong: Do heavy compound exercises 4 times a week, let's say, Monday, Wensday, Friday and Sunday, and on the days I'm not doing that, I do HIIT, in which I can work out on a cardio bike, sprinting as hard as I can for 40 seconds, then resting for 2 minutes, and doing that 10 times, ending with a cooldown, doing that on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday?
