So recently I've been cycling a lot (up to around 11 miles a day) for the past fortnight. But now my bike is broken and I'm unable to cycle/too poor to buy a new bike.I've decided to go jogging instead, my question though is how far is safe/smart? I know jogging is a lot more stressful on your joints than cycling so any advice would be awesome.I was considering jogging around the local park and back, which is around 3.5miles total, is this too much?
If you're cycling 11miles a day for 2weeks the jog shouldnt be too hard.It will only affect your joints if you're overweight or have knee problems
