Hey, /fit/. I'm a judo player and I'm looking to work on my lats/rhomboids/back in general for some stronger pulls. What can you recommend for high endurance/explosive sort of stuff?I have some light dumbbells, a pull-up bar and a heavy bag in my house as well as access to a university gym (Though, I hate using it).
Pull-ups and deadlifts. You have a great resource available to you in the college gym, but you don't use it? Don't be a little bitch, go lift some weights. Strong people are harder to beat.
dips work your rhomboids rather well. The pull-up bar you have will work your lats.
Clapping pull-ups
OP here, I never learned how to properly utilize the equipment so I've always shied away. Stopped being as big of a pussy this semester and took a weightlifting class for credit. I'm in the process of learning but need something in the meantime.
