Hai /fit/

After losing ~11 lbs in a little less than two months, my weight has been the same for almost two weeks.

I'm 165 now. 5'6" with some light exercise doing 110-pushup sessions once a day and sometimes running non-stop for a few minutes. I want to lose as much weight as I can in a month, but I don't think my current diet is working.

I eat a granola bar, a yogurt, and corn flakes every day along with something random for dinner (usually meat). I try to balance the time between each meal so I don't go too long without eating. I get anywhere between 600-1000 calories a day. I'm thinking that might be too low and could be the cause of my stagnant weight.

I was thinking about throwing in some ramen because it's a cheap calorie boost. What are your suggestions?

Your body thinks your staving. EAT SENSIBLY. Take your basal metabolic rate and subtract 500 calories, and EAT that. You're going to gain weight as soon as you stop eating the way you do, if you keep it up. Eat well rounded. Get more healthy proteins.

If you want to lose fat fast, consider eating 0 to 50 carbs (but carbs you do eat have to come from veggies) for a little under a week. Your body will enter ketosis, and go WTF... and then you'll be able to go back to a NORMAL caloric amount and be fine. It just kinda jump starts your system.
