Hey guys.

I am 22, weigh 145lbs, and 5'8 in height

I was always skinny. I work out a bit (just lift weights) which makes my upper arm moderately strong and muscular. when I take off my shirt and flex I look OK

but my wrists are freakishly small. my wrist bone sticks out. my pinky finger is about the same thickness as a new born baby's pinky. my fingers are all quite skinny and girlish. however, my legs are big and muscular. i have very slight acne on my face and back. i tried changing diets but nothing seems to work. i take a multivitamin everyday

i think my hormones are fucked up or something because i dont grow. can anybody relate and offer some advice?

thin wrists?...who cares, nothing you can do about it and what difference does it make?...

acne?....benzyl-peroxide gel 2.5% apply liberally twice a day after washing and don't touch your face.

girls saying "wow your wrists are smaller than mine"

im not too worried about my acne. its minor. but i think something else is causing it . something causing my acne, growth problems, laziness, etc. but i have no idea and doctors are useless when i ask them this shit

i had a bloodtest done and everything was normal

But, there really are a lot of things you can do about it.

Eat a lot of protein, drink a lot of water, drink a lot or milk.
Sleep a lot every night AND...

DEADLIFT and PULL-UP and SQUAT FOR TEH HGH!!!!

Seriously, pull-up until you can do one hand pull-ups with 20lbs extra weight on your back... then enjoy your double thick bastard thick wrists and forearms.

you can't make your wrists bigger

>>SQUAT FOR TEH HGH!!!!

what are you saying? doing squats promots hgh production?

Wrist size is determined mostly by the position of the two bones that make up your arm, and minorly by the amount of muscle/fat surrounding the bone. Maybe you can get surgery to push the two bones further apart, like most people

no amount of squats will magically make your radius and ulna suddenly relocate themselves further apart. enjoy being trolled

Actually I kid, I kid.

But do the pull-ups as instructed. You'll get hueg forearms and thats about the best you can do. Girls won't notice your tiny wrists if you have hueg forearms.

Just fucking use a tree in your backyard or some other crap that you can hang on to. It's not that hard.

Man, you sound like me OP. I've never met a male person who had thinner wrists and hands than I do. It kinda bothers me a lot. I've been working out for a while and, while my wrists haven't gotten any bigger my forearms and biceps have gotten a lot stronger and bigger, so that helps a bit. In school i often wore leather gloves (yeah sounds pretty fucking gay), just to hide my hands and wrists.. Hope this helps a bit.

how would you close your door D:.

it fixes to the frame, not the door jam jackass....

Hmm in my house the jam takes up most of the frame itself, dunno if i'd be able to fit one in :/.

there any doors that are always open?.....also they are a little bit of a head banging hazard, but people get used to it eventually

I'm in the same situation except the only other thing I'm self-conscious about it my chest. I'm pretty fit, but my chest is almost concave. What types of chest exercises can you do?

Just find a way to do pull-ups and do lots of them. When you get fairly good, add 20lbs of weight and you'll be mostly back at square one... do more until you get good, go to 45lbs of weight etc.

Make sure to switch up your grips as well.

Do this, and your forearms will grow so much so quickly you'll be amazed, your back and biceps will probably double in size too.
