-No soda/pop/juice/tea/coffee/ANY liquid besides milk(skim) or water -No "white" grains (white bread, pasta, etc)...only eat WHOLE grains (NO, not MULTI grain, but WHOLE grain) -No sugar. ever. -No fatty meat - lean meat only (skinless chicken breast, tuna, etc... beef is okay too if you cut out ALL the fat before and after cooking) -No potatoes -Limit fruit/berries, increase GREEN vegetables -ALWAYS fucking eat breakfast, preferably OATZ, no...not instan oatmeal, REAL oatmeal, the kind without any sugar, as most instant oatmeal is 30-50% sugar(not exagerating, sadly) -Limit saturated fat and ELIMINATE ALL trans fats, try making most of your fats being unsaturated/polyunsaturated -EAT SOME FUCKING PROTEIN
After you lose the weight you'll realize you'll need some muscles, so you might as well start lifting now - muscle helps burn fat, somewhere around 20-65calories per pound I think, not sure, but regardless, it burns calories.
High weight - low reps, do it so you CAN PHYSICALLY ONLY DO 3-10 REPS, THIS DOES NOT MEAN YOU CAN STOP AFTER THAT MANY, BUT KEEP INCREASING THE WEIGHTS UNTIL YOU CAN ONLY DO THAT MANY
