I'm planning on moving out of my parents house soon, and since I'll be bored anyway I am planning on exercising about 1/2 to 1 hour every night while the TV is on. I'll also have full control over what food I get so I intend to eat healthy (but not overly so).
I've done this before (this was when I was like 110+ kg, got to below 80 kg, I'm a tall guy) so I know I can do it. However, right now I'm roughly 85 kg and I don't really know what to expect from it. Before it was real easy because I would just look at the weight scale and I had a clear goal (lose weight).
What kind of improvement in body shape could I expect from this level of exercise after 1/2/6/12 months?
Also, any suggestions on good workouts I can do in front of the TV?
