I'm going to need some help here guys.

I'm female, 5'8 and weigh about 215lbs. So yeah, I'm a fatass. However, I learned from my doctor recently that I have thyroid disease, so basically despite how over the years I've pretty much had nothing but water to drink, had plenty of fruits, veggies and complex carbs, I wasn't going to be losing any weight at all.

Now that I've been put on medicine for it, I've started to lose weight, which is a good thing! However, I'd like to know some exercises I could do at home to help things along a bit. I'm 20 miles from town (yeah, I live in the middle of no where) so hitting the gym isn't really an option. I am however trying to get an exercise bike or a treadmill off of Freecycle since I feel that will help things a bit. I do however have a jump rope and DDR, so I've been using those.

tl;dr - Fatass female can't hit the gym and needs exercises to do at home.

body weight squats, 30 minute walks (get an mp3 player), if you have stairs, fast walk up and down, etc... continue what you're doing. DDR is awesome. you might want to consider HIIT training once you start getting a hang of doing loads of cardio.

good job on the diet. keep it up and you won't be a fatass anymore.

I was considering doing HIIT actually, but I wasn't sure if I had enough different types of cardio to do it and have it be effective.

Guess I need to learn how to do squats, everything else I can do readily though. Thanks.

If anybody else has any more ideas or opinions on top of these, it'd be nice. <3

On a farm ? Got a sledgehammer and a tire? flip the tire, hit it with the sledgehammer, flip it, hit it, flip it, hit it.

got a big tree? tie some rope to it, now cliiiiiimb, cant climb? its okay, just hang there as long as you can, grab a chair, now step up on the chair while holding the rope, now step down, now step up but try to use your arms more, now step down.

20miles? Well thats a bit far to run, but how about you walk a few miles a day, feelin' frisky? WALK IT FASTER OR WALK WITH WEIGHTS IN A BACKPACK.

don't like walking? thighs chaffing, get tired quickly all that jazz- sure i hear ya, how about riding a bike, you know a real bike, like when you were little, and doing stuff was fun

the more you get your heart racing the more fat youre gonna lose, like sex? SEX IS GREAT, HAVE MORE SEX- long energetic sex is great HIIT, even better if you have a minute man- 5mins on, 5mins off, 5mins on, you get the drill.

oh- try to make working out fun, but challenging. So that you will keep doinging it and be motivated by progress you can actually see.

How can you do this? Eaaaaaaasy, just write down everything you do, every day. Ya know, like a journallll.

Pretty much anybody I've spoken to wants to have sex with where I live. It's awesome, no neighbors for MILES.
