yo /fit/been working out for a few months now and ive noticed that one of my arms is getting considerably bigger than the other.what can i do to remedy this?
rep the other one 150% more until this resolves itself
Poor technique. Ensure both your arms have the same FSW. (Form, speed, weight).
Stop fapping
i find it really hard to maintain good form with my left arm when doing curls. Kinda feels like im doing the work with my forearm, i cant seem to help it.Suggestions?
use dumbbells and rep your left arm more
use barbell. you have to keep it straight, so one cant outpower the other.
Stop doing curls and let your pulling exercises (rows, pullups, chinups) take care of your biceps.And do more squats.
