So yeah. Pic is me. Disregard my ghost arm and paleness. As you can see I'm not really cut but I sure as hell ain't fat. Since I haven't worked out seriously in a while (I guess a year or something) I decided to start over from scratch.

My schedule is kinda complicated so would a full-body routine twice a week be okay as long as I maintain proper nutrition and supplementation (yeah, I know I don't HAVE to supplement, but I fucking want to...)? Just to get the ball rolling...

Buy some whey protein and take as instructed. It sure as hell helps and also helps recovery.

And leave crap like candy or fast food out of your diet.

Personally I just switched from a full body workout three times a week to an isolation routine.

For gains, I love the full body workout(weight goes up every week as opposed to every three). Recovery is a real bitch though. Thats the real problem, you can do it, it's just quite hard.

So yeah, as long as you rest and watch yourself it should be fine.
