Cereals Anonymous
I usually have cereal for breakfast when I arrive at work with nonfat/soy milk. Any cereal /fit/ recommends?

Life or Total.

A handful of Honey Nut Cheerios is what I'm eating right now.

I love Kashi Cinnamon Harvest squares since it tastes good and is pretty much natural. It's also an excellent snack. I really enjoy Life as well, and different kinds of Total. It just depends on your taste and what you like to eat.

Fiber One, original. Very tasty. Honey Clusters version is pretty good, too.

Looks delicious.

I prefer oat bran to oatmeal. I can get more carbs in with fewer calories, less fat, more protein and more fiber.

Shredded Wheat. It is whole wheat in cereal form. Seriously, there are two ingredients: 100% Whole Wheat and BHT, which I presume is a binding agent that probably won't clog your colon.

Anything from Kashi. No corn, sugar, or high fructose corn syrup. I like their heart-to-heart and go-lean crunch

Shredded wheat is just whole wheat and BHT?

Usually cereals have a bunch of other ingredients. Usually salt and stuff.

My favorites are All-Bran and Fibre 1, but maybe I should try shredded wheat.

Usually a Kashi GOLEAN brand. Unless, I order in Waffle Crisp. For some stupid reason, every damn store in Georgia decided to stop selling the most delicious cereal in existence, so I can only eat it if I order it from Amazon. Oh well.
