Hay /fit/.

I've got a bit of a gut. Not fucking huge, but some mild love handles. I don't think I'm overweight really (~180 lbs and 5'10" or so) but my gut is bugging me.

I've been doing minimum of 50 crunches a night for a few weeks now and haven't noticed any significant improvement. Some nights I do just 50, other nights I'll do a few hundred. I rest intermittently throughout though, managing 10-30 without a few seconds of rest. Is there any better method, besides actually going to a gym or getting a trainer, etc. to get rid of my gut?

Pic obviously not related.

Troll or a guy who does not know how the body works.

Well, if you're actually a naive guy and not a troll,

You can't spot reduce fat by any other means other then liposuction and maybe some hormonal drugs which could possibly relocate it somewhere else. Doing crunches is not going to remove your gut. You can think of fat as a lake, and exercising as taking out water from it with a bucket, you simultaneously remove a tiny intsy tincy bit of it FROM EVERYWHERE.

Also, the only way to lose fat is by sending your body in a caloric deficit.

If you are a troll on the other hand, go fuck yourself.
