Ok /fit/ I have a treadmill at home, and I'm female with long hair, about down to my boobs. I'm not interested in cutting it. I've been using the treadmill for about 6 months, and I was cleaning, and right next to the bottom where the slope connects, I found a huge gob of hair.. which I assume means, my hair is falling out horribly when I run.

I eat correctly... what can I do to stop this, short of shaving my head? Should I start pulling it back in a ponytail?

you shed a few hairs naturally, they just get shaken out from the rest of your hair while running, I have waist length hair and the same thing happens to me

Give your hair a thorough combing before you start, the loose hairs should come off on your brush instead

hair is actually meant to fall out
