Hi /fit/

I'm 23, 5'5 and 152 pounds. I smoke a pack a day, drink lightly on weekends. I only have two meals a day, lunch is heavy and dinner is light. Here's my work out plan:-

Mon, Wed, Friday : Weight Training (I'm in week 3 of the hundredpushups.com regiment, doing 5 sets of 15 reps of varying ab workouts, 5 sets of 5 reps of chin ups.)

Tues, Thurs, Sat : I do HIIT on Tuesdays and Saturday, going for about 7 intervals and on Thursdays I brisk walk for about 7 miles.

I feel like I could be doing better. Am I doing anything wrong?

Pic related, that's me.

No shit, I DO actually smoke a pack a day and still have the lung capacity to do HIIT. I have 18 waking hours day to smoke, I don't have to smoke all of em in one hour.

Well, first up, you fail.
I've been on stronglifts for 4 weeks, and I am now doing 150 consecutive, "proper-form" pushups.
find something that doesn't fail as hard as this silly hundredpushups.com

Here's the thing, I workout at home and I only have a chin up bar and a pair of dumbells. Any way I could do the stronglifts plan without buying any extra equipment? I might get a swiss ball. But that's about it. Really tight on cash over here.

Ah, now that would not be easy...
I got the bench and weights for my 18th, so it didn't cost me anything, but with what you have, pushups, crunches, chin-ups and squats(a bag full of heavy stuff) as well as a martial art would definitely help.

Looks like I'll have to get the swiss ball as a substitute for the bench. As for squats, it is possible to do squats with dumb bells right? Once a week, I try to do my chin ups with a backpack full of books. That's about it. I should take up Capoeira again I suppose.

If you want to use the dumbells, you would really be better off doing a dubmell-oriented plan....
