Sup /fit/

Lately I've been noticing how scrawny I am. I really have a desire to get some muscle tone on my body. Nothing extreme, but enough so that I wont have to be self conscious about my body. My main focus is abs, does anybody have a training regiment that I can follow for a month or two to help me out?

Pic is related, it's me a month ago. I'm skinny so any muscle tone I get on my stomach should be fairly visible.

ask in /fa/ if you're concerned about you appearance.
also, you face is ugly enough that no matter how awesome your body is you'll never get laid.

lol

what a bunch of dicks.

Hes not bad looking. And stop focusing on your abbs so much. Having ripped abbs wont intimidate anybody. Big chest, legs, and arms will.

Thanks

I'm not trying to intimidate anybody. I'm not trying to be buff or ripped, or some fag on facebook/myspace who take pics of their abs and post them as their profile pics. What I am looking for is just to be tone, with some muscle definition. Basically I'm looking for some type of regiment to do for 30-60 minutes a day just to tone my self up, any suggestions?

Just go look on website for forms of visual exercises you can do to strengthen your core, like roman chair situps, running mans, and bicycle kicks. Most are easy enough that you dont need an instructor to show you how to do them and incorporate that in a routine where you focus on a group of muscle exercises.

For example

Back, Arms, Legs

Chest, Stomache, Shoulders

Etc..
