Hello all, I'm very skinny, 15 years old and I weigh like 115 lbs, I'm 5'11" and I need to gain some muscle. Anyone have an easish plan for me to start off with?

incidentally, its not really wise to eat just one type of nutrient. Combining protiens with fibrous carbohydrates (green beans, tomaetoes, most green veggies) and complex (red potatoes, yams, brown rice, etc.) will yield synergystic results. go to bodybuilding.com to see how, why, and what you could do
