Poorfag here. I can't afford weigths, so i have to improvise.
Currently using a bagpack with 5x2litres of water(in coke bottles)

Paint cans filled with water or sand or rocks.

You can do curls, lunges, your shoulders, and if you have a stick and a rope you can do roll ups for your wrist.

Milk jugs or Plastic juice bottles with handles


fill them with water, put on the cap, weight the bottle on a food scale, then use it as a weight.
I keep bottles filled with water in my fridge (to dechlorinate tap water). They can be used as weights.

the reason why people use sand instead of just water is because it weighs more for the same volume.

use the milkjugs, paintcans, etc. thats fine, but fill them up with sand.

im chinese so we eat alot of rice. i go out and buy 25 pound rice bags and work out with them. curl them in each hand and SQUATZ with multiple bags
