Ok /fit/ I've been working out for a while now like 2 years. Because of my age I play it safe and only do cardio push ups sit ups and 10lb dumbbell lifts.I have a good build skinny yet buff and I am one of the strongest kids in my school my problem is what else can I do to bulk up.

Do you want to be strong, or do you want to be a body builder? They have vastly different methods and results.Principally, you have to overload yourself. If you are used to doing 10 pounds, then start lifting 12.
