Does training everyday with this make your pecs bigger ?

Just making sure before I buy one, I really need some improvements on the torso/arms area. :)

Actually, rowing machines work just about everything EXCEPT your pecs. But you will gain a back and arms like a beast if you supplement rowing with pull-ups and dumbbell exercises.

As for abs, they will also be built to an extent. Rowing burns a fuckton of calories compared to treadmills and ellipticals so burning off fat means more visible, but not necessarily stronger abs.

I don't have much fat actually, just a little bit too skinny...

So I'm basically trying to find a way to work my pecs and arms in an "easy" way while watching TV. :)

I'm currently using an indoor bike and I can apparently bear with that during my daily movie.

Any advice ? I guess my last resort would be pull-ups and dumbbell exercices but I don't think I would have the courage.
