Now when I started going to the gym I weighed about 138lbs, and after working out and eating more and taking in protein and creatine following every exercise and meal I weigh now 145lbs and I can see visual increases in muscle growth on my arms, pectorals, abdominals, neck and shoulders. Should I be concentrating on one muscle group and dividing up different kinds of workout every day throughout a week or stick with just one rounded workout?
Also if anyone can suggest a workout guide, something that tells me what muscle groups I should focus on a day along with some idea of a workout with recommended sets and reps included for my body weight that'd be great as Im for the most part just winging it.
