What shape are you in now and how fast are you going? 20-30K a week isn't that much, even going at a moderate pace. 10K a day at a 2:00 split isn't unreasonable. Try counting calories and mixing up your cardio to half an hour four times a week at 80% of your maximum heart rate.

Inexpensive rowing machines aren't worth your money. Quality rowing machines are very expensive, even used. Losing weight is 75% diet, and there are much less expensive ways to get your exercise. Try out rowing at a club or a gym and see if you like it. It's one of those things that people absolutely hate or absolutely love (to hate). The latter usually end up buying their own machines or joining a club. I know in England, rowing is much more popular than here (USA), but I'm not sure how popular it is in Sweden. Lastly, even if you're weightlifting specifically to get bigger, it's a slow and tedious process that requires dedication and willpower. You don't wake up one morning to find all your shirts too small and accidentally ripping handles off doors because your arms are enormous. This statement is doubly true for women than men.
