Start with some light cardio, you should get warmed up somehow first (not normal warmup, but get warmed up for losing your weight!)

If you can afford GYM, do it.
Proper Diet (google.)
and a lot of exercise... and the most important MUCH time and a hard will and a honest wish to reduce your weight.. otherwise it won't work mate.

Easy!!! Eat vegetables, wholegrain and 100% meat, no hot dogs, burgers or premade food, includes pizza etc. You eat breakfast, lunch , at 3 pm(small meal an apple etc), dinner and a small meal for supper. Don't eat fast and remember to drink water with the food. Wake up 1/2-hour earlier than you use to, apply trainers and walk around the block for that extra 1/2 hour. This will eat about 1 kg/week of your fat. DO IT!!!!

Dude that is some hardcore central obesity. It goes without saying but that is the most unhealthy kind of fat to have. If you are a beer drinker, you need to streamline your intake, drastically. Obviously you gotta cut down your intake but its not gonna help to have 10 beers one night out of 7, you'll actually probably get fatter. Have 1 or 2 a night and for god sake, get on a treadmill.

Step#1 Fix diet (Tons of ways to do that.)
Step#2 Exercise, in your case LOTS of cardio. When you lose 100 lbs, fill that skin with muscle by weight training.

listen to Boss. count calories. try using fitday.com for a few days to get an idea of how many calories you are eating. get it down to like 2000 like 115052 said.

find what works for you, and do whatever you can to stay MOTIVATED. keep a journal or blog or whatever. try something like crossfit.com where you have a community to help keep you motivated.

Yes I know I'm a fatass, and obese, and whatever else. I felt I should clarify two things:

1- I don't drink
2- I don't really eat as much as some people would guess.

I am currently unemployed so I sit on my ass watching movies all day, every day. Only real exercise I get is having sex with my girlfriend.

If you don't have anything to do, walk for 2 hours a day. 1 hour in hte morning 1 hour at night. Once you're legs are stronge enough, start jogging. And after most of your obesity is gone, start running and doing HIIT. Plus, google ABSDIETPOWER, and follow it, it's pretty simple. Don't expect amazing short term results, you're only goal is to stay our of a hospital bed.
