I eat low fat subway subs about 3 times a week, cause I believe in jared. Is this bad to do health wise? Im not trying to lose weight, I'm about 5'8 140, but I do want to tone up and build muscle. I go to the gym 3 days a week. Is Subway bad?

Makes sure you go easy on the sauces and remember that even though it's "low fat" it's not really the healthiest thing you could be eating.

OP, double meat is a good idea, but only eat a 6-inch.
