Progress Anonymous
First picture was four months ago, at the end of my first bulking cycle (150lbs~). Keep in mind I was pretty weak before I started lifting (repping 90lbs...).

Second picture is today, four months later at 135lbs-140lbs~. What does /fit/ think I need to work on? Also, feel free to post your own progress ITT.

I didn't really have a schedule, but I did a combination of running, swimming and lifting. Sometimes every day of the week, other times once or twice.

Do more deadlifts if you want to add more mass to your upperbody, and keep working on your bench if you want your pectorals to grow at all.

I also suggest you do close grip bench presses, to work your arms as well.
