People, please learn to shrug correctly.It makes me feel guilty to not stop you in the execution of your exercises to teach you proper form, because i'm a shy boy.Backwards rolling or circular rolling of the shoulders may cause shoulder problems, while reducing your trap muscle gains.Proper form is simply lifting your shoulders upwards.This is just a friendly reminder, because it hurts me to see people using dangerous forms. There's also Bent-over Rows with a cat back, but that will be for a next time.
I did bent over rows today and thought "these are actually a lot more comfortable with a straight back anyway. why the hell do people even arch their backs?"
