Hey /fit/ I have a question.

I'm a gigantic fucking nerd and now I'm pretty healthy, and I am rather ripped/strong.
I realized I wanted to put the new found strength to use... and try to develop a skill/talent that I wasn't able to do before, when I was out of shape.

Being one for the irony, I decided to start Breakdancing.... Now I realize breakdancing probably seems pretty lame. but I like the idea of being able to control your body like that.

My question... I'm not neaarrrlly flexible enough to do almost all of the awesome shit I've been learning. so I also started doing Yoga. Is there any time during the day when I should do the yoga? before I lift? much earlier than I lift? after I lift?

if it helps, I do a 5x5 strength program, actually just started it, my old routine was getting stale.

well, you should probably do yoga after you lift. help stretch and what not.
