Okay /fit/, ITT we set our goals for the summer.

1. Increase my bench to 185 (currently at 165, weigh 150)

2. Be able to run an 8k

3. Shed off some more fat to add more definition to my abs

make that 8 miles and it's a real goal... I'm serious... and I'm not being a dick... 8 miles IS attainable... and 8k won't be pushing yourself very hard....

Considering I can't even run a 5k yet, I think doing an 8k is reasonable for me. I want to be able to max out at a 10k or half marathon; any more than that and it fucks your heart up.

oh yeah... my goals:

25 pullups (single set)
500 pushups (in a maximum of 5 sets)
10 mile run at 8 minute pace (or faster)
sub 2:00 split for a 2k erg piece
perfect my squatting form (ie - increase soleus flexibility so that my heels stay on the ground)
1500 squat jumpies (in a maximum of 15 sets)

I can only run about 2k before having to walk for a bit. In 4 months I'm going to run 10k without stopping. What do you think of that, faggot?

Also, I'm also going to triple the number of chinups I can do (currently 3! will do 9 in a row on September 1st), and do 1 freestanding handstand pushup without balance support.

I'm working out every day, and I'll be fucking surprised if I make it.

since winter i got me a swimmer-type body; by summer i hope to exchange it for a brad-pitt-in-fight-club body.

just bought some bulk up powder - 1650 calories per serving, 50-70g of protein depending on whether i dilute it with milk, along with 200g+ of complex carbs, added vitamines and creatine and i didnt bother reading the rest. shame i got strawberry though, shitsux.

i've noticed some pretty decent gains without it so far, i'm hoping i'll put on more weight faster though. the reviews i read were claiming between 10lbs and 2stone in a month. imma start taking pictures.

Well, I was 170 last summer. I probably weigh more now than I ever have at 5"11 and 190. Looking to get back down to 170 at east, but even lower if I can.
