I have a few questions, I want to get lean slender muscle, I don't want bulging pecotrials or arms etc, So my first concern is should I lift less weight and slower more reps, or more weight fewer reps to achieve lean muscle. My second concern is I usually run even during my resistence days, just a warmup mile, do you suggest I do this before I do resistence, or after? My friend told me after so I've been doing that, But i find my muscles tire better if I run before, Please give me advice

Try to get in at least 200 reps of curls for each arm every day.

high reps with low to medium weight to get lean muscle. Running after the workout will help you burn fat better than running at the beginning. This is because your body like to burn sugars before fat. Therefore save the sugars for your quick burst exercises and lifts at the beginning of your workout and transition to your aerobic/endurance workouts at the end of your workout.

You're an idiot.

High rep exercises are more aerobic than low rep heavy weight exercises. Look at the differences in the physiques of runners and power lifters. It's common body building knowledge that low reps build slabs of muscle and high reps make definition.

you can to an extent. ever see guys at the gym curling/lifting large weights (usually it's curling) and they cheat by swinging the weight and not fully extending? or guys doing pull up bar work and they only dip halfway down coz their lats aren't strong enough. they'll end up with 'shortened' muscles, little bulgy arms.
