When I do crunches, my back hurts.
I've tried all the guides online.

Somehow, when I "crunch"my abs, it feels like I'm making some part of my back hard, as well.

Is there something you think I could be doing wrong?
Is there any way to avoid this by using some equipment?

Or, is there a better way to work out the abs?
