Well /fit/, I'm that guy who was here earlier who said his mom refused to drive him to the gym (underageb&). I ended up walking around my neighborhood 20 times, it's about half a mile each time, so I walked about 10 miles. How many calories do you think that is?

OP don't listen to these faggots unless you're already skinny. I'd imagine you're pretty big and trying to lose weight. If so, you can't really run. Walking is just fine, keep at it. Make sure your heart rate is up and you're sweating. When you start losing weight, you will need to start jogging/running, but what you're doing is fine if you're not already small.
