Hey /fit/. I've recently decided that I need to improve my lifestyle, which means making better dietary choices. It's time for breakfast, and I'm not really sure what kind of stuff I should be having. What do you guys recommend?

Make a boal of oatmeal (one measuring cup), and chop up a banana into it. Maybe add some nuts. Then pour yourself a glass of milk, and then eat some eggs. After you're finished down a tall glass of water.

Whole grains (oats, etc) maybe bran? if you're going to be doing some work, maybe scrambled eggs (one or two) with some whole grain bread.

p.s. I love how all those pics seem to be written by Detta from DT, only a little less southern.
