Yeah, I started eating Protein Plus Powerbars (23g) around 2-3 months ago when I started building.
At first I ate one after every workout which was just 3 times a week, but now I eat around 10-11 a week; one each morning + one after each workout.
I have Amazon.com ship 3 boxes to me every month for the 15% discount.
Your diet is fine as long as you're getting what you want out of it. I switched to a 30-35% protein diet recently so the bars are perfect for it.
(I hate protein shakes, could never get over my dislike for the taste...)
As for nutrition, those bars combined with a Centrum Multivitamin usually do the trick for me each day.
