Eating properly. Anonymous
I recently started the SS program, and I'm looking to piece together a suitable diet, but I need some help.

What sort of daily caloric intake would suit me?
How much of it should be protein/carbs/fats?
Which particular foods should I eat?
Are there any other things I need to consider?

I'm 5'8, ~172lb's (20% bf) and I work evenings so I tend to exercise in the afternoon.

OP here. I forgot to add, I'm looking to build strength and mass. I'm not bothered about losing weight at the moment, but I don't want to put on lots of fat, since I do sports and need to be relatively athletic.

not op but similar build... bit shorter bit heavier and leaning more towards 25% bodyfat... guess we're both trying a clean bulk during the winter...anyone help OP and myself out?

how old are you? male right?

Your probably fine around 2300 a day, as for percentages, I use a 45-35-25 in reference to your proteins/carbs/fats. Google for your good foods.

you want to be around 8-19% BF 25%+ is considered obese. So very little dairy, lots of fish, chicken (both rich in protien) and plently of greens! and try to reduce carbs as much as possible. Green tea, spices, coffee are good for speeding up your metabolism aswell.
