Complete shit. Seriously dude.
so basically, it's nothing but sugar and has trans fats. but it's granola so it's got to be healthy!dumbass!
>>177423>>177427What? I thought these would be good. This replaces my previous snack food (chips, salsa, cookies, etc). I'm trying to lose weight so I thought these would be good...
>>177430you'll probably end up eating a few for a snack, meaning that its pointless. What other things can you waste 40 bucks on?
only good gronala bar I know of are Kashi's. They actually have a fair amount of protein and fiber and can be handy as snacks. But what you got, OP, is just shit. May that wasted $40 serve you well. But you'll just eat it all anyway and gain some useless pounds.
>>177433The Kashi granola bars I've seen in my local grocer are 7$ a box and only 6 bars...
>>177437it'd be alot better spent than 40 dollars on crap you think is healthy.
>>177412next time you spend $40 on stupid shit, why not buy some in-season fruit?? bet it would taste better and would be healthier.
>>177437Kroger sucks. I get them at Wal Mart from time to time for $2.50.
If they don't have hfcs in them they might be alright for you. I love granola bars and my favorites are nature's valley pecan ones and kashi pumpkin spice flax bars. Just only eat them before or at lunch as they are full of carbs. Also hard granola bars are great for backpacking as they do have a bunch of energy to keep you going and they don't get soft or taste bad from getting hot.
