Sorry, I meant bodyfat, as in I would like to see my abs but I can't do cardio if I'm looking to build.

You aint gonna see abs if you wont do any cardio.

Damn, well is there any way I could do enough cardio to give me more definition while still gaining muscle at a reasonable pace?

It is extremely difficult to lose significant amounts of fat while building significant amounts of muscle.

Bulk first, then cut.

Its impossible to do that. To lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you eat, and to gain muscle, you need to eat more claories than you can burn. SO - work out until you but another stone or so, then do cardio and lose a stone, it will work out you've basically put on around half a stone or so of muscle.

Do I really have that much fat to lose?

Dont know, do a body fat test with digital calipers, if you need to lose fat, then do HIIT 4 days a week, and weights 3 days a week (alternating ofc). Adjust your diet to the advice given in almost every single thread, and do exercises to work on your abs, obliques and anywhere else you feel you need to.

My diet is fine I just have excess bodyfat because...well... I don't really know. Working out 7 days a week would keep me busy though, thanks.
