Sup /fit/,

Im 19 years old, about 5' 10" and im a poorfag student. I decided to start bulking up this week and have started eating more, certain foods. My problem is the working out part, and i was don't have any weights that i can use so I've just been doing squats, crunches and push ups. I was wondering if filling up a spare bag that i have to add some extra weight on my back when i do pushups and squats is a good idea?

pic is related i guess but is just some random picture i found of a guy wearing a heavy looking bag.

Fill the bag with oats and you shouldn't have any problems.

Bad idea unless you have a great backpack that distributes the weight adequately.

Since a good pack will cost you a bunch of money this whole backpack training thing doesn't seem like a good idea.

well i just tried a normal backpack filled with some of my heavy textbooks and it did make things alot harder but if it damages something then i guess its not worth it ;_;

Why not just do harder types of pushups?

As for SQUATZ
just hold heavy stuff in your hands?
