OP here, Yeah, note my last sentence in the first post. I said it's not me, but no picture = no new topic, + idea of general shape etc...
Anyways, thanks for the advice, I read the stronglifts stuff, it sounds good. I was going to start going to the gym again tomorrow anyway, so I will start right away and do the 5x5 beginner thing and stick to the diet proposed in the "How to lose fat fast" article. I just hope I'll do the exercises correctly, so far I've mostly used machines, which isn't such a good idea, as it seems.
