The trick is regulating your hormones. Get on a regular sleep schedule (ie go to bed everyday at the same time and wake up at the same time) and sleep in complete darkness. The melatonin from regular sleep and lack of stress from fluctuating sleep patterns will do wonders for your circadian rhythm.
Eat a spinach salad with loads of other veggies everyday. Accutane is based on Vitamin A, and spinach has a metric fuckton of Vitamin A in it.
Cut down on carbs from bread and pasta, your main source of carbs now is vegetables and fruit. The complex carbs won't spike your insulin, which is believed to be a culprit ini the cause acne. Make sure to get your protein, doesn't matter if it's fatty cuts of meat
Exercise regularly.
Once I started doing these things, my terrible acne from high school disappeared completely when I went to college. It sounds complicated, but it's not. It's just scheduling your sleep to be the same everynight, exercising, eating a spinach salad everyday, and not overeating on rice, bread, and noodles.
