HIIT firs timer Anonymous
I just tried HIIT for the first time and I feel like absolute shit. What the fuck has this done to me? My chest hurts and I cough every 10 seconds or so. I only did it for 6 minutes but it really raped me. Am I doing it right?

You weren't doing it hard enough if you lasted 6 minutes. At the most, noobs should last 4 intervals. Congratulations, HIIT kicked your ass and you didn't even do it right.

do that as many times as you can (id start with 4 times for the first week then the next week 5 then the next 6 etc.)
