So /b/ I did some weights yesterday (lat pulldown, shoulder press etc.) and now my left arm can't go past 90 degrees without excruciating pain. Is this fatigue or should i see a physio?

If its the first time you have lifted weights you should expect to be hurting for at least a few days

before you take advise, define excruciating pain, where and how etc.

i had the same thing with both legs 3 weeks ago.
Try to bend your arms as much as possible or your in for a world of pain.

Do more warmups. That means 5-7 minutes of cardio and then light weight, high reps of the exercise you plan to do.
