I'm in pretty good shape. I've been lifting for a little over a year now. My routine is alright, I've seen gains... but I am looking for more.

I want to gain serious STRENGTH. I want to be able to handle my own bodyweight effortlessly. I've looked at different "strength training" routines online, and I haven't seen one that I liked.

can anyone help?

Eat lots of protein. Lift heavy. 4 sets of 8 reps.
