Hey /fit/, i just bought a container a whey protein. Do i really need to take this stuff every day like it says on the container or could i just take it immedeately after a workout every two days?

Dude, its not steroids. Protein is just food in powder form. Use it every day, or at least the days when you haven't eaten enough protein rich food.

Mix it into mushy foods like cereal or oatmeal in the morning to get fast protein. (That's what I do when I don't have time to make a real breakfast.) If you already have enough protein in your meal don't take it. I mean, if you already ate a steak you don't need to eat anything else.

I don't care what marketing tells you. There's no need to take whey protein other than after exercise. That's the only time your body will utilise it well.
All the other times you're just pissing it away.
