I don't know if this is a 'good' workout, /fit/, so please give your opinions. I run in place for 10 minutes, 50 Crunches, 15 push ups and 30 SQUATZ, 3 times a day. No I don't have a diet, but I don't eat shit either.

this won't do. if you can't get outside and run and can't afford a gym membership (which, by the amount of BW exercises you got goin' on, looks to be the case) then you should get yourself a jump-rope and do a good 30 minutes or so.

Do this instead.

Work up to 100 pushups.
20 pistol squats
30 pullups
20 chinups

15min sprint.

It's not that I can't afford one, I just don't like exercising in public, especially where I live. Some of the locals aren't very kind to my sort. And the roads aren't safe at all. Why is running in place not good enough? Should I just do it more?
