Is soda really like the worst possible thing for you? Even Diet soda? I plan on losing weight, do I have to cut soda out completely or like 1 a day? I really like soda and don't want to stop drinking it completely. Are there any other drinks that taste really good that won't get in the way of losing weight? (besides water)

If you're incredibly overweight, cut out all soft drinks and juices out of your diet. But if you're meh overweight... I would say at most 3 or 4 cans a month.

But if you must... swish it in your mouth then spit it out.

Not OK to drink as regularly as water. Gatorade has a shit load of sugar and carbs. Sports drinks are meant to be drunken during sports.

water. if you really want something sweet, go for fruits. (don't go overboard.) anything but water and perhaps tea/coffee with low sugar is bad.
