For a girl, how much workout so you reccomend I do a day? I'm 5"10, usually I have a 20 minute walk every day, a 1 hour workout on both weekends and a 15 minute workout on the rest of the days.... is this good?

If you plan to stay healthy, 30 minutes of vigorous exercise every day is good. 1 hr every day, depending on your intake, is good for losing weight.
