hey /fit/ im gonna start hitting up the local gym and i was wondering for faster weight loss is just straight cardio the way togo or should i mix it up with some weight training too? these will be 2 hour sessions

I would include freeweight strength training because it releases a ton of HGH, which causes you to release fatty acids, aka fat for energy. If you add some muscle to your frame, it needs a constant source of energy and will eat into your glycogen reserves constantly and shoot up your metabolism.

Always do strength training first, though. I would reccomend you keep your sessions at 1 hour but you can do an hour in the morning and an hour in the evening
