plateau Anonymous
I hit a plateau in my benching. I've been stuck on 255 for 4 months now. One of my buddies told me to change my routine and don't bench for a week or two so my muscles could recover, but when I started again I was still in the same place I left off. Does /fit/ have any suggestions?

Look under the bolded word "BENCH". Do those exercises. Also stop lifting to failure every single week.
