Calorie Shifting Anonymous
What does /fit/ think of calorie shifting? Anyone have any good sites or references you don't have to pay for?

I lost 30lbs last year with diet and exercise but a back injury has prevented me from doing my regular exercises. I want to finish what I started and get reach my goal. I'm fairly close to my desired appearance and was wondering if anyone has had success with this type of diet. Thanks

if u lost weight before injury and had good diet why dont resume with the diet but reduce carbs?

what exactly do you mean by calorie shifting?

theres different proteins and carbs you should eat regarding what time of day it is, as well as what your activities are like morning vs night.
