Hello /fit/

I plan to lose 5 pounds by doing 4 sets of 15 pushups everyday.

Would I reach my goal of 5 pounds?

Maybe in a year if you ate right, but very doubtful. You've got to actually exercise and contrary to what your average junior high gym teacher things, you've got to get cardio in to burn off fat.

Do a balance between different excersizes, situps, crunches, russian twists, wide pushups and diamond push ups. Squats also and wall sits. Then you will be sorta balanced and not huge triceps and pecs.
