alright, /fit/.

I'm 5'5", 145 lbs, body fat = 10 %, with decent upper body strength. I can't really do many pull/chin-ups though. Any advice on how to build towards a set? I already do crazy amounts of push ups and dips, so my upper body isn't completely useless.

The 'tasche does many other things, like cooking my OATZ, and does my squatz for me. Sadly, its unable to multitask to that degree.

If you been building towards a set of pull-ups/chin-ups, do negatives. Jump up to the bar and slowly let your self down.
