Hey /fit/ I'm a player of the football sport and I'm 6'1 and around 220 pounds (I haven't weighed myself since two-a-days started) My problem is that my pecks are chubby so it gives me the man boob look (HAR HAR) I was wondering what kind of exercise could help me get rid of them. I lift weights and run everyday. Lifting around 240 in most lifts and I usually run close to 2 miles, and also what kind of foods would be better.

Sounds like the best thing you can work on is your diet. Start reading everything you can find about nutrition. Today begin with basics and spend two hours reading about it. Take notes and make a study guide. I recommend the Cornell method!
