I accidentally my whole wrist, is this bad?

On June 5th i dislocated and broke my wrist.
Ive had a screw put in it and some hipbone, its healing now and I'm doing physiotherapy.

Obviously i have to wait until it feels fully healed and recovered, but im wondering if anyone on /fit/ has had a similar injury and how many months before you got back into weights ?

Noone? maybe if i do SQUATZ and eat OATZ i can start weights faster?

Also since I had 3 months off with the fucked up wrist ,I sat around all day watching movies, and getting skinnyfat.
Yesterday i started going for jogs/walks (about 5 kms, mainly walking, jogging up hills etc),then when i return home doing some crunches and bicycles crunches etc, because i mainly have fat on my stomach, i know you cant spot reduce but i cant do any weights with my wrist so im reduced to legs + core things.

Suggestions to what I could do to shred a bit of fat off before summer starts? ( ausfag here)

Exercise routines etc.
