that's a pretty decent workout if you only want a very cut six pack and very tight biceps. It all depends on what you want, i would just recommend more variety in your workout. maybe some pull ups or push ups, or if want to get bigger, use heavier weights at the gym. motivation is also up to you; maybe listening to music while you workout, or the fact that chicks absolutely dig a hot bod and is a great way to get first impression respect. as far as vegetables and eating healthy goes, just drink a lot of water, completely avoid soda, donuts or anything with trans fat or high fructose corn syrup. maybe buy some carrots or spinach and just eat it as a snack.
