I am fairly fit, but want to lose those love handles and that little fat under my nipples. I have a treadmill and I walk for two minutes on 6 kph on 0 incline. I then jog for two minutes on 14kph with 5 incline. I keep going till I have reached about 26 minutes. Is this a good decent cardio for my day or so I need to go harder out? Anyone know some good speeds/inclines?
you need to start walking on your hands. that is the best cardio for your bitchtits.
