Watch what you eat. Calculate your calories, not just your protein, you're not going to get 7lbs of muscle a month, if you get that, its probably around 1-3 lbs muscle and 5 lbs of fat.
Only get ~300-500 more calories a day then what you need, that way you will minimize your fat gains.
