70 situps is nothing, and you were likely using your back more then anything else. 70 Pushups is nothing, especially since they weren't consecutive. Shit, son. My EVERY FUCKING DAY MORNING ROUTINE is a pushup pyramid equalling around 100 pushups, and a s hit ton of chin ups and pullups.
tl;dr. Man the fuck up, DOMS is just your body signalling these muscles need to be stronger. Work through the man, it'll heal faster that way. The only time to worry is when joints and tendons hurt.
