Sit ups are shit. They'll do nothing for you and fuck up your back. The Army doesn't even have sit up requirements anymore because they're utter crap.

If you're serious about losing weight, read that and apply. You're not gonna make any serious losses by being a pussy with the exercising. Also, don't do this everyday. I forget if it's explained in the link, but you need at least a day of rest between intense cardio sessions.
And for God sakes, eat more than two meals a day. The general rule would to eat about every 3 hours, meaning 5 to 6 meals a day like someone else recommended. Just eating multiple smalls through out the day doesn't mean a fast pass to not being a fatty though. Eat your fucking vegetables. I'm not kidding with this shit. Also, don't eat only vegetables. Vegetarians are some of the least healthy motherfucks around, unless they really know what the hell they're eating, and I guarantee you won't since you know nothing about how to lose weight healthily.

I shit you not. If you need weight loss advice, this is one of the best places for it. The board is active and full of people who are willing to go into enough detail to not be almost completely useless.
