dude.. start running/jogging do something... swim/play with your friends, do parkour, get a byke, do pushups, etc on regular basis... try fun active stuff like sports (soccer, basker, etc). you can always go to a gym, but jogging is probably something you youll want to do is to check your diet... The best and cheapset thing you can do right now to get rid of that is jogging ... try to keep it fun, so you are motivated, motivation is essential or youll just quit..
