Irregular eating habits = less capacity for food? Anonymous
I have pretty bad eating habits and sometimes eat very little to nothing on some days. Anyway I noticed that whenever I get some food when I hadn't eaten in a while I want to eat a ridiculous amount to make up for missing meals yet I always find myself feeling full rather quickly. Is it because my body isn't used to recieving large amounts of food or what?
