Hey /fit/

Used to bike a lot. Like 3-5 hours a day.

Now it's too cold to bike and I've started running. My body is starting to gain fat back. I need to start doing more weights but I've been doing 30 minutes of running and 20 minutes of weights and then I'm dead.

Any suggestions?

Ok, so start off on the weights and then move to the running.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what weights to do/how long to wait in between sets? I find that I'm cruising through weights too fast because I'm doing light weight and lots of reps, but I still feel like I'm done too quick.
