Do lifts with your Xbox. But start out light. First use a Wii, then when you can do that switch to a PS3 then slowly work to way up to an Xbox.

You need to establish a base through general physical preparedness. Push a weight sled around, or your car. Shovel dirt. Walk a few miles a day. Chop wood. Or find stuff to break with a sledgehammer.

Simultaneously learn how to squat, deadlift, press. Begin training these.

Do something everyday. Don't think your newfound activity level enables you to even more fat fuck liberties. Educate yourself.

start off by walking and increasing your pace when you begin to feel comfortable. do the basic weights, but dont worry too much about going heavy, work on form/technique. just work on your base, then branch out from there.
change your lifestyle a little by little.
you gotta remember getting thin/fit is a lifetime investment.
