I need some halp, /fit/.Awwww rite, well, I've been working out for about a year now (I'm poor as shit so all I have is dumb bells and creative pushups), and despite my lack of equipment, my results have been excellent; I've clearly toned considerably, all that good shit.Thing is, I've started jogging. I want to get in actual fucking shape. I only weigh 152 and am abut 6'0. I'm really unsure on how I should start - slow, jog for 20 minutes? or start slow, go for...say, 40 minutes? I truly have no idea.Thanks in advance!
