theres no food in my house, and im goin out. i dont want to spend a lot, but i was a healthy dinner.

suggestions?

Subway. Chicken breast, marinara, spinach, olives, bell peppers. Whole wheat bread. Or else a salad if you're doing the low-carb thing. Bottle of water. No chips.
Then get to the grocery store so this doesn't happen again.
