hey /fit/ my gym has like 3 different leg press machines and I started using one in the pic. but one thing I noticed I tend to do with this one is that I go down far, and when I do the back of my ass tends to lift off just a little bit and bends.Safe to do or am I just going down too far? any higher up and it feels like I'm not really getting as much movement as I should.
your ass and back have to stay on the seat. if not then youre doing it wrong. /thread

>>401513shit, sorry i knew this would come upI ALWAYS lay down some hardcore SQUATZ at the start of my legs, then I typically finish things up with leg press and maybe something else.
your lower back should be straight throughout the press. if you do that with too much weight you could hurt yourself pretty easily.
