Hello /fit/

I'm about as thin as it gets, 6'2" and 135 lbs. I spend most of my time at a computer, so I've never really been increadibly fit, just thin. I've been thinking about starting a simple exercize routine just to give me some amount of strength. I dont really care if I'm buff or anything, just make it so I don't get winded and such. I've decided to start doing pushups and situps, but I'm sure theres a bunch more things I could be doing. Not interested in weightlifting, though.

tl;dr, I need a simple exercize routine to get me in at least decent shape, with no equipment.

Go jogging every morning for an hour, followed by doing push-ups, sit-ups, and weighted squats to exhaustion. Find something relatively heavy, like a 50lb sack of rice.

Repeat push-ups sit-ups squats to exhaustion every night as well, so you're doing two sets per day.

Come back in a month and you're set.
