Well, /fit/, I fucked up.

Did weight training on Friday, targeting the biceps, that was all good. Sore, but nothing else. The day after I do my kungfu training, which consisted of mostly punching that day. Today I wake up and my biceps are killing me. The straightest I can get my arm is like 135 degrees. Now I was fine yesterday.

Basically, how long can I expect this to last? Was it the weight lifting that did it, and the after-effects needed a day to kick in, or was it the punching the day after that messed my shit up?

Oh, that and laugh at me. This is 4chan after all.

I know it probably sounds gay but do stretches for your arms. bicep stretches, forearm, delt, pecs etc.

doing the stretches after your workout, both lifting and kungfu will go a long way to preventing DOMs.

It opens up the muscle tissue and encourages blood flow which will hasten the removal of forming lactic acid. It will also help prevent delayed injury.
