>>171195 When you go to the gym as much as I do, you see a lot of people's workout regimes day to day and some of them are really terrible. Like, one guy I see arrive for three-four days in a row, he does bicep curls, shoulder press with terrible form, side raises and bench press, repeats it for two hours. Leaves, and comes back to do the same thing the next day. Then, he's MIA for a week or two before he comes back.
