so I've finally decided to lose weight.Routine A: 20 minutes biking, 20 minutes on the climbing machines, 30 on the treadmillRoutine B: A, but minus the climbingMondays: A and B (alll the days I do two, ones in the morning, one's at night)Tuesdays: AWed: A and BThurs: AFri: ASaturday: A and BSunday: offI should get weights involved in there, but I've been doing this routine for a week and loving it, is there anything else I should be doing?Pic Unrelated
Why are you taking a day off? Just slow it down that day, there's no need to really stop for one whole day.I think If I stopped, I'd go insane with guilt...Specially if I eat heartily that day.
Ok first off all add weights into ur exercise..i used to b overweight now i changed alot..wat ive done ..Mon - Abs - Chest - CardioTue - Bi's - Tri's - Forearms - CardioWed - Abs - Back - CardioThu - OffFri - Abs - Shoulders - Legs - Cardio ..This is cutting up. and do heavy weight when u cut up or bulk up..
I actually wasn't looking forward to the day off...I'll probably just run sundays then? I just don't want to overdo it.

also, the climbing thing really gets my heart rate high, usually 190's, but it's hit 200 once, how bad is this exactly?
