Serious SQUATZ question here, If I do SQUATZ will I get hueg muscley thighs? because I dont really want massive thighs, I think mine are big enough anyway ( do a lot of cycling 'n shit it's muscle not fat) I know that building the leg muscles helps release stuff that helps build muscle elsewhere but I think I'd rather skip the squatz and just keep my thighs the size they are while building the rest of my body. Is this a terrible plan?

In this case shouldn't you do a sort of "light" weight squat plan with high repetition?

I thought with any muscle in your body if you want to sort of just maintain size or lower your size and "tone" up or whatever that you do sort of lower weight high reptition.
