hey /fit/ is a jump rope a good alternative to jogging?
The only thing I hate about jogging is that it really does wonders to your legs, and I usually start getting a chapped feeling by my inner thighs sometimes when I run, making me stop.

All Im doing at the moment is 2 hour sessions, twice a week of boxing training. Im losing weight (slowly) but would like to lose more.
