I just recovered from a really bad stomach bug for the last few weeks, my body is in really shitty shape. All I have been able to eat is plain pasta and rice, which didn't stay down long. Now that I'm out of the illness, its hard for me to stand or even hold up a full glass of water.What foods should I start introducing into my diet in-order to get my body back into shape? I've lost ~10 pounds a week thanks to whatever the hell I had, and I was underweight when I got sick.Pic unrelated.
