Here is more information dredged up from the bowels of google on how to use a sauna.
You should do it for about 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a week. It should be done 3-6 hours after a workout, but NEVER directly after (no reason for the ban on directly after given, but I suspect it is due to your body already being exhausted, and not needing more stimulus).
Make sure to stay hydrated, and have a decent level of electrolytes and salts.
You can also use it in hot-cold cycles, by sauna, then going to a cold shower. This is the same as just doing a hot-cold shower cycle, but it involves a sauna, and provides the same benefits to recovery.
