Hey /fit/

Starting a new job next week, and I wont have much time for breakfast anymore, (long commute.) What are some healthy and portable sources of breakfast protein?

Never made one before. What is some good whey? (Or is it pretty much all the same?)

Ham/bacon and egg sandwich.

Ham is probably easier because it often comes ready-cooked. Although you'll still have to cook the eggs, unless you buy a tub of egg mayonnaise. Anyway, maybe make it the night before and keep it in the fridge.

Also, I'd wager whey is pretty much the same whatever. But feel free to correct me.

regular whey... or whey concentrate is inferior, it contains junk and other impurities you don't want.

isolate is pure
