howdy /fit/. Reading your forum over the last week has inspired me to make a lot of changes in the way I diet in exercise. I finally returned to the gym and am prepared to make my last leg of exercise and dieting work to get to the shape I've wanted. Exercise I'm fairly good with but its my nutritional ideas that you guys have really brought into question.

I want to drop down to 190, currently i'm 215. My diet for the last few months has normally been either no breakfast, or cereal/oat meal, some times pan di sal with cheese if i'm staying at my grand parents. lunch varies between thai food, a turkey sandwhich + pasta salad and salad. dinner is normally my most random meal but its not often the best i could do. So reading your suggestions I probably want to get into a 4-6 meal a day routine. could you suggest meals/diets for losing fat?

and my second question is how can I improve my posture? I've started doing rows, and laying on my back and using a bench bar to pull myself up using only my back. however that isn't improving the slope in my neck, what can I do to make improvements on it?

if you want to improve posture, use an ergometer. get someone who knows what they're doing to show you the proper technique. if you dont have the proper technique on an erg you might as well be flailing about. if that doesn't help your posture, you'll just have to make a conscious effort to sit up straight.

I've been making a conscious effort to sit up straight and hold my shoulders back. It's actually been a lot easier since i've started working out my back, it doesn't cause as much discomfort and it doesn't get painful after a few minutes.
