From http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/... Equally comparing 100 grams of spinach and peas, spinach has 3.63 grams of carbohydrates and 0.42 sugars. In contrast, peas have 14.45 grams of carbohydrates, of which 5.67 is sugars. That is a difference that is HUGE in a low to no carb diet.
I've used low to no carb diets occasionally off and on for a long time to break through plateau's or lose a few pounds if I get too far from my maintainance weight, but thanks anyways.
