OP yes, you're like me--you have strong reactive hypoglycemia. I treat it by eating healthy and only eating junk food at a place where I know I can crash for a bit, depending on the food (you kind of build an internal library of foods that will fuck your shit up, like if I eat a pizzone from pizza hut, even if I was as energetic as can be I have an unstoppable urge to lay down where I am and sleep). Adrenaline can take me over the hump, as well as caffeine, but the best thing you can do is eat a healthy snack and let it metabolize--stress and caffeine just burn hypoglycemics out.
