Guide me on how to eat before bed. Surely when I sleep, my metabolism does not quit me completely. If there's no food in me, it'll metabolize muscle and fat alike, and everything's just going to slow down in there. What foods are good to eat before sleep that won't just instantly pile bodyfat on me?

Wouldn't even oatmeal with its low GI get stored as fat somehow because rest-metabolism is so slow by its very nature? Or would the intake at all be enough to sustain its breakdown?

I eat lucky charms before bed, or milk with oreos... feels good to reward one self after a good day.

Try fresh fruits. It works for me. Preferably Mangoes, Papayas or Apples.

Stop eating simple sugars other than the fructose you get from fruit, stop eating simple flour/rices lacking their fiber, and stop eating starchy potato shit all the fucking time. If you buy a bag a bread at the store and it says whole grain, it doesn't mean it 100% is. Look at the ingredients, ask yourself, "Does this shit sound natural?"

Compare the ingredients of a bag of Whole Grain squares and Raisin Bran. Whole grain+salt+some preservative vs Raisin Bran's 129301grams of HFC/sugar and a bunch of other shit that you have no fucking idea their purpose. You want to be healthy, eat the hardy shit nature provides and voila, you'll be automatically be following the glycemic index and losing weight and not walking around with your thumb up your ass wondering what to do to help yourself.

You people trip so much over this shit, but can't you see? Nature never intended you to eat all this processed shit, and nature provides a shitload of yummy stuff for you to eat that's affordable even compared to cheap processed food. Why don't you have the willpower to eat an apple instead of a fucking cookie or whatever before you go to bed, you don't like apples/orange/watermelons et cet (all the yummy fruit out there)? Guess what, you can eat fruit all you want even if it is high on the GI and NEVER gain weight from it. My god, you will be eating sugar, having great shits, and having nothing to worry about, what the fuck is holding you back?! You are Grung, hunter, who lives off the land! You can do it!

cottage cheese with some fruit and a handful of almonds. cottage cheese has a really good protein to calorie ration, and very little fats or sugars. that's what i do, anyway
