/fit/ I'm having such a bad year. Last school year, I would do exercises everyday and I got down to 134 lbs (skinniest I've ever been) but I went through an emotional ringer after that and muffin-topped to about 155 lbs. I'm a 5'3'' girl who is easily embarrassed and poor so I can't go to a gym. Do you know any exercises that help burn weight fast?
walk for one hour, very fast, every day. you're heart rate should be 120 bpm at the very least.or run for at least a half hour every day.eat well, eat less, eat better food.lift weights.that is all.NOW TITS OR GTFO
