I did a fuckton of crunches/leglifts/etc as a fat young lad trying to get sick abs before i realized the whole fat covering issue. Now I've lost a lot of fat but it came off in wierd stages one area at a time so now 80% of my body is lean as fuck but i've basically plataeu'd with the last layer of fat remaining on my abs and obliques. When I flex my abs I can feel retardedly rock hard definition by pressing a finger through the fat layer, but my abs are still not visible.
So, OP, flex your abs. Take a feel. You will either feel a) super hard muscle, b) fatty fat fat fat, or c) flabby mcflabberson. If its anything but a, you need to beef that shit up.
