18/mIm skinny but athletic, been working out seriously for about 8 months now, seeing good results. My problem is that my pecs are like a valley, still thin in the middle area, does it even out? is it like this because of my slim build? are there any excerices that work the inner-pec?thanks

That's because there is no muscles covering the sternum.I suggest doing chest exercises such as flat bench.Pectoral shape may vary between people.Maybe with a picture we can tell if there's an anomaly.
