1. breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, so if you wanna be making smaller meals then start with your dinner. 2. don't try and be too freakin' picky at the beginning. Intro oatmeal is the isntant stuff in packets. Make it with milk and it tastes great. If you try and start with the hardcore stuff, you won't develop a taste for it and will soon go back to Froot Loops.
