Hey /fit/,
I want to start an exercise routine.

I want to become taller, even if it's just half an inch, whatever. Becoming more /fit/ is okay too.
I'm 21 years old, not that fat (I'm okay with my body image, well not the height part).

I'm thinking of either:
-StrongLifts
-Just Cardio, aka HIIT (increases height maybe?)

Also, my hair is kinda thinning. So another reason why I'd want to do cardio (testosterone from weight training bad for thinning hair?).

What would /fit/ recommend?

If you get taller fine, you cant make it happen. Hair loss is genetic and testosterone has nothing to do with it.
