OP, the most important number is your body fat percentage, not your weight. Go get a skinfold test, you should ideally be in the mid teens to low 20's
5'8" and 115 are good numbers. If you're worried about getting fat again, simple lifestyle choices will keep you healthy for your entire life. These are habits you should adopt for THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.
-Always eat a large (but sensible) breakfast. -Eat healthy snacks between meals. If your digestive system is constantly breaking down food, your metabolism will rise. -Brief, intense training is always preferable to long, light training. Although both are good for you, HIIT burns a ton of fat compared to aerobics. -Muscle constantly needs energy. It'll raise your metabolism and use fat for energy. Strength training (and I don't mean with the plastic Barbie weights) is a HUGE benefit. You WILL NOT turn into She-Hulk overnight. A little more muscle cannot hurt you one bit.
If you keep doing these until you're 80, you'll be squatting your own weight with a 26" waist while other old ladies will have trouble getting in and out of the bathtub.
