Stationary biking is one of my favorite cardio activities, however, I do get "numb nuts" from time to time on it. Is this a bad sign, or is it normal?I've heard about cyclists going limp and impotent, but I assumed it was because they were learning forward and putting pressure on their junk, as opposed to sitting straight up on a stationary bike.Get back to me.
enjoy your testicle cancer, lance.
Ride a real bicycle.
Correct seat position and a good saddle are important.
Mmmkay... yet again, /fit/ has problems giving straight answers or not answering at all.
>>117121We are helping you in the long run.Get a real bicycle, you'll enjoy it more.
>>117132You're not adressing my fucking questions, ergo, you're not helping me. That's all you people can fucking do, apparently. Ignore any advice the OP may be seeking and say some bullshit like "DO MOAR SQUATZ."This isn't /b/.
>>117168How about you fucking read this?>>117092And get proper seat adjustment, or a better seat? Also I recommended a real bicycle because I have never gotten numbnuts on a bicycle before, and I enjoy the scenery and thought you would too.
then try to avoid putting pressure on your nuts or your taint when you are pedaling. that may be impossible with the saddle/riding position of the bike you are using.
