So /fit/, another egg discussion.

It's pretty unanimous that eggs are a beneficial part of anyone's diet, yolk incuded. However, the method of preparation is still debated. Some say boild, some say scrambled, some say anything involving oil or butter is the devil.

For me, it's 2 eggs in the morning fried in olive oil with ground black pepper and laid over some toast. Is this satisfactory? I want the health benefits, but I'll be damned if I'm going to spend the rest of my life eating boiled eggs.

I eat garlic, broccoli and eggs raw for a reason. Not because it tastes great, but it is very beneficial.

My scrambled egg recipe:

Take a very large teflon pan, get very hot.
Add a TBSP olive oil
1/4 minced white onion
SAutee for 30 sec
add 4 scrambled eggs
Turn off heat, stir 3-4 times (better be wet faggot)
