Sup fit.Last Wednesday I started doing cable tricep extensions and found my right elbow was making a cracking noise.It started to hurt the next day, so I've been taking a 1 week rest (Always get a rest every 12 weeks).I'm supposed to return this week, but the elbow is still hurting and still makes that cracking noise. Should I buy some elbow protection for the next couple of days?By the way, I'm 23 maybe my age is the problem.
You'll be fine. Its built of nitrogen gas thats releasing when you crack your bones. Same deal with cracking your fingers.
