Post your shake recipes:

1 Cup Ice Cubes
3/4 Cup Soy Milk
1/2 Cup Cranberry Juice
1 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Banana
1 Scoop Protein (Chocolate)
1 Scoop Creatine

Add the ice cubes last, and if the strawberries are frozen it helps to soak them in hot water for a second. Helps the blender do its work. I drink one of these after working out.

Morning Shake:
2 Scoop whey, Dextrose
Milk, Oats, Peanutbutter, 5 strawberries

900 calories, 50 g protein.

I usually mix creatine, Emergen-C Joint Health, and Arginine into 1-2 water bottles for a work-out drink (which I drink along with normal water).
