I don't mind weights, and I actually enjoy the feeling when you get done doing just weights where your muscles are tired but it feels good in a way, but I hate aerobic exercise. Not only do you need a miserable amount of strain over an extended period of time (or just a really, really extended period of time, like several hours every day) to get anywhere, its boring. And then when you're done, you're exhausted. I suppose that that exhaustion isn't a completely bad feeling either, but considering that I always have class or at least driving to do after I get done with the gym, it sucks.Even if you do some kind of fun sport, you're still going to need to do some kind of boring and/or strenuous aerobic exercise to stay in shape for it.
I also feel better after a lifting than I do after doing aerobic exorcise.After aerobics I do feel a bit tired but not god awful.
