lifting weights increases testosterone. you will find that after a workout you will be incredibly horny.
this is especially and mostly true of compound exercises. that means exercises which don't isolate one particular muscle but work a group of muscles together, such as the bench press or pull-up/down
the squat causes you to produce testosterone significantly more than any exercise. in fact, bodybuilders do squats before working their upper body because the testosterone production will actually have a dramatic effect on the efficacy of their upper body workout.
so do squats a couple times a week. it will also be easy to follow the squat with a military press, just take some weight off the bar while it is on the rack and then start doing military press when finished with squats. of course, fitting in bench press in the middle there will be very beneficial too.
