I'm going to running regularly starting tomorrow morning 5 days week. How long should I start running/jogging before I build up the speed and time.

5'7" and 200 btw, want to lose at least 20 pounds before 2009 which is my goal deadline.

sup anon, first i will give you applause anon, for finally getting off your fat ass and doing something about your body, well done. Now, your routine: Its ok, but i recommend you to count the amount of sat fats and sodium in what your eating also; cut out all the unessceary crap and add more lean protiens and veggies. The cardio aspect is great; but i gurantee you are going to stray away from it time to time, which is understandable. Try to incorporate some weight traning, so u lose more fat while gaining muscle.

honestly, check the nutrition label ON EVERYTHING you buy/eat. Im not saying cut certain items out, though it is a plus, but try to get the leanest most healthiest thing of that certain item. Weightloss= serious business.
