I'm 14, 135 pounds, and 5'7.

Not really muscular, as you can guess.

I'd like to build strength, and get definition without being truly ripped.

tl;dr, ways to get stronger/better-looking without going over the top.

At your age you wouldnt get ripped anyway. But as for actual advice do high rep low weight work and youll get better definition without getting hyooge. Also go play sports like basketball and track Theyll help you build lean muslce as well as speed and agility.
