Hey /fit/,
After years of running, lifting, and sports, I've gotten into great shape. Except for my bodyfat percentage, which hovers around 15%. Exercise alone doesn't burn it - I've got great endurance and strength, but can't seem to lose the thin layer of fat. I'm guessing the problem, then, is diet. So, /fit/ - what foods should I eat, how much and how should I eat, and what should I not eat?

Less than what?

Also, I'm scared of losing strength or endurance from calorie restriction. Is it as bad as people say ("Bro, if you don't eat 5 meals a day of whey and oatmeal, you'll be a skinny little girl"), or can you drop the portion sizes comfortably without having to worry about stuff like that?

BMR = Body mass ratio

Disregard that I suck cocks. BMR = Body Metabolic Rate or something along those lines. Basically the rate of metabolism of your body.
