Is it possible to get a pump in your muscles without even touching the barbell?

Because I just watched some movie in the TV and ate like 400g of chicken and pasta and drank some milk. After 2hours of being on my skinny ass I finally stood up. My legs felt bulky, stiff and strong similar, if not identical, to the pump you get in the gym after a heavy set of squats.
