Alright, so I'm overweight, however my body shape has a noticeable natural v-taper. I am male.

Now my rotator cuffs are shot, so doing gymnastics is out of the question. I have two questions for you, /fit/.

1 - How can I strengthen my rotator cuffs, so they can withstand weight and pressure without popping or dislocating?

2 - How can I achieve a gymnasts body (the small waist and buff upper body) without looking like a guido meathead? Also, I will train my lower body well, so don't worry.

Thanks in advance, pic related.

You achieve a gymnasts body by doing gymnastics. What a surprise.

is there a way to get the same benefits using only dumbbells or do i have to go buy a bar?
