Continue your bench, overhead press, shitty dips, and lat pulldowns as normal. Omit squats, deads, and rows until your knee is un-fubared.
Simple...
You aren't going to lose enough strength over two weeks for it to really make a difference. Especially for a novice. If it makes you feel better, do some bodyweight squats or something. Really, not squatting for a couple weeks is wayyyyyy more preferable than fucking up your knee for several months.
