sup /fit/

For the two months I've been eating a healthy diet and doing cardio for fifteen minutes and some strengthening exercises for five. It showed no improvements. So I started fifteen of cardio and fifteen of strength training and my weight is the same and I don't notice any fat going away: just as jiggly as before.

Then I saw this article: http://www.intense-workout.com/same.html

tl;dr it's impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

Also I don't want to get ripped: just toned so that I'm don't have to take breaks during my cardio (I get really exhausted). Would just doing the cardio alone but for longer and getting rid of strength training help?
