Hey /fit/, how would you quell a hunger without really eating anything? I've been trying to cut back on eating, along with exercising 3 times a week, but for about a week now I've been going to bed hungry.

If you feel hungry you're not eating enough, or often enough. Shoot for 5 small meals a day and post your diet, also count your calories. A big serving of veggies is usually less than 50 calories, learn to love them.

anon is right...eat more often, but smaller meals. If you snack, fresh berries, raw celery with a little smidge of peanut butter (PB is good for you in moderation), and almonds or pecans are the way to go.

Low fat frozen yogurt is pretty awesome too (or regular yogurt for that matter).
