Cold & Fevers Anonymous
I've had this cold & fever for 5 days straight, each day getting better than the next. I'm getting antsy and I want to work out. Now it's just reduced to just to alot of mucus in my nose, but I bloody want to get better. How do you get better from a cold fast /fit/? Other than sleep, water & vitamin C.

get some cream style horseradish and east about half a cup of it & you will breathe normally and have normal respiration for long enough to work out. also if you dont get better from a cold in a day or two you might have something more severe, like flu or AIDS

during recovery your dietary needs are different. from memory you need more fat, so eat more eggs. they're a healthy source of useful fats, necessary cholesterol and omega 3 if they're free range or specially fed. just don't deep fry them in beef lard you fat bastard.
