Hey /fit/I had plateaued hard for a while and couldn't get below 265 lbs. I checked the scale this morning after not checking it for 5 days, and I'm at 263.4!I've been using myoplex and have been eating 6 meals per day. In addition, I take two multivitamins and two omega-3 supplement capsules in the morning.
