What sites helped you learn to develop an exercise routine and diet plan? Other than /fit/I'm interested in gaining a little more muscle, but mostly interested getting rid of fat.
I tried out the first workout plan from mensworkoutguide.com. The program worked for me so I continued. I'll always be a skinnyfag but at least I'm pretty damn toned now with nice arms.
