>>254389 i think my quads are fine. i think i should elaborate on what i mean by lock. sometimes, during squatting i feel like my leg muscles are going to snap or break unless i immediately bounce back up. i know normally not to do this, and stretched shit lots afterwards to fix it, but still sucked that day. i never get that "locked?" feeling in my upper body, but it's quite normal for my lower body. i.e. legs. that's why i think i'm stretching retardedly.
