Ok level with me /fit/.

I did some research and found that EVERY DAY, the average adult male has to:

* drink 2.5 litres of water
* ingest 1500 mg (milligrams) of calcium
* eat 3 whole grain portions
* ingest 1-3 grams of omega-3
* Vitamin A, 5000 IU (international units)
* Vitamin C, 60 mg
* Iron, 12 mg
* Vitamin D, 400 IU
* Vitamin E, 15 mg
* Vitamin K, 80 ?g
* Thiamin, 1.5 mg

also source on the 1500mg of calcium? when i was writing my nutrition intake program that i use to track my (obviously) daily nutrition, everything i found from FDA sources to private research says 1000mg for men, with old men (65+) needing 1500mg

I hit all my nutrients by the end of lunch if you count my multivitamin. Without it, I'm not sure because a lot of what I've entered into my database has ZERO for a lot of vitamin/mineral values simply because I don't know. For example, I don't know the amount of biotin in the bread I buy, so it's set as ZERO for that value even though it may have 50 micrograms.

i mean FUCK, if you ate a slice of bread size worth of olive oil, you'd consume like 1500 calories or something
