Clicking pain Anonymous
Everytime I bench, deadlift, do pushups (pretty much any weightlifting/body exercises I do) my right shoulder clicks, and hurts like a bitch...pretty much to the point that while benching, towards the end of the workout I have to stop before my muscles are tired because my shoulder hurts too much. Any ideas? Anyone else suffer from this?

Bro, it sounds like you fucked up...

You should re-locate that shoulder bro... or something like that, visit a doctor, or something else like that bro.

Go get a massage or go to a chiropractor. If who ever you go to is good and worth the money.

Might be that your right shoulder is a light bit out of place.

Even if you don't get it looked at, you might want to focus some time on strengthening your shoulder muscles.

I had something similar and after I was adjusted, that was part of the advice I was given.

Can you find a motion that doesn't click and practice that? Because it seems like some kind of technique issue, possibly unique to your body. If you can find a safe path and practice it, that may solve your problem.

Sounds like a shoulder impingement problem to me. But what do I know. You're probably going to need to see a physical therapist if you want to correctly identify the problem and fix it.

I'm fine when I box (3x a week training, 1x week sparring)
I can throw any punch and feel fine, just lifting weights makes it audibly click right about halfway through the lifting portion of a bench or a pushup

I had the same problem, so I went to the doctor and it was a strained muscle on my rotator cup that hadn't fully healed. So I took it easy and streached as the doctor ordered and it went away. I guess going apeshit on my delts after it stopped hurting also helped keep it away.
Also sauce on the girl?
