I've been seeing this P90X program advertised on TV a lot lately, and have been considering checking it out. I'm a bit too shy to hit the gym by myself or with one of my buds, so working out in the comfort of my own home would be ideal, at least to start out.So, can any gurus of /fit/ness offer up any advice in regards to P90X?
download it for free.
I was just watching the infomercial, the 3 week on 1 week off thing sounds fishy.
I downloaded it. I skimmed through the videos. It honestly looks alright.I'm not going to use it since I have my own routine, but for anyone that doesn't know where to start it would be a good place.I actually use the ab video though. It's really good.
>>65329Yeah the Ab vid is fuckin amazing
Just do CrossFit. It's P90X, but the goal is improved strength and endurance, not ripped abs. The ripped abs just come as a bonus through hard work.
