Sup /fit/.

I have a question/concern. I've started working out again lately. I notice that at the end of my work out, which is usually 45 minutes - 1 hour of cardio, I get the shakes. Really, really badly. My hands look like the hands of a patient with parkinson's disease or something. I haven't been able to control it or even tone it down.
Is this something I should be concern with or is this somewhat normal for people just starting a workout routine?

OP here, just wanted to add that I only consume <100mg of caffeine per day and almost no sugar.

how overweight are you? You could be overworking yourself

Eat more pasta, drink more electrolytes and water (gatorade).

Yeah, if you are working out. It's good to have some whole grain unrefined carbs after a workout.

If you are avoiding carbs, that could be the issue.

i wonder, can we suggest just live with them shakes?

I get shakes on much more minor scale, but prize them as indicators i've done my personal rare best ever so far. i get them occasionally, only like 10 times in a year, but I'm just maintaining what muscles I have. i like shakes, I want them (a little) more often.

OP here.
I wouldn't mind the shakes much either but I get them all the time. Often times even when I'm not working out for no reason. But there is no and there has never been a time when after a workout, no matter how small, I didn't get the shakes.

10 times a year is nothing.
