I know this girl. Constantly worried about her weight, but in my opinion goes about things the wrong way. I remember at one point she gave up exercising because she gained weight from doing it. I tried to explain that was building muscle, but the weight was what was important to her.She has recently unveiled her new workout plan, which she's told me consists of a series of "urban workout" aerobic dance videos, which she's told me she intends to do three times a day, every day until she reaches her goals.The body needs rest, right? Wouldn't once every other day get better results? Isn't she going to end up atrophying the muscles?
