I'm 5"11, and weigh around 145 pounds.
I look sorta chubby on my legs and abdomen (I also want to look curvy). I also have some acne. Male, also.

Any recommendations on diets and exercise routines to fix all of that?
College starts in 9 days, so something that works sooner than that would be awesome, though, if it last longer I don't really mind.

You're pretty much at the bottom of your weight range. Do some cardio like running, DDR, martial arts conditioning, etc. and you'll get more toned but it seems like that's probably just where your body keeps its fat. If you've ever been significantly overweight, you could be looking at some loose skin and as far as I know cardio might help a little but you'd need to have it surgically removed if there is a lot.

I'm 6'0" and weigh 155 pounds, so I guess I have an average weight.

I was a overweight when I was a young boy, and my father took me into the city to see a marching band.
Also, I'm not incredibly fat, I just have a huge gut.
I'm going to try fencing and jogging, probably some DDR if I have time.
