Just want an opinion, /fit/,

I know that the fit exercise plan is basically 'SQUATZ, OATZ and Work a muscle 1-2x a week, then rest!' but I wanted to see what you think of mine.

I work out 6 times a week, with decent variety (I'd like to think). I take Krav Maga classes on mon and thurs, Grappling classes wed and fri, and I power lift tues and sat. Krav is mostly cardio, 2 hr classes and I'd say at least 3/4 of that is working. Grappling is more like HIIT since we go 3 min rounds with 1 min breaks for about 45 minutes (after a warm up). Power lifting is just that, SQUATZ-Bench-dead lift-Clean&Jerk, I try to keep that below 45 minutes.

As far as my diet goes I get a protein shake after every workout, 25g after Krav and grappling, 50g after power lifting. I also make it at point to eat 4 fruits and veggies every day. And not the same ones, like carrots/celery/tomato/romaine lettuce one day with sweet potato/squash/onions/peppers the next. Same with the fruits. Variety FTW~! I also eat a shit-ton of chicken and fish.

I know that I'd never look like Ronnie Coleman on this plan, but I'd rather look like Buakaw Por Pramuk anyways (Pic is him).

So what's the verdict? Is my week full of horse shit and fail? Or Muscle and Win?

It just takes time. Judge whether your routine is working after a certain period of time and adjust accordingly.

It has been, albeit much slower than I thought.

Last year at this time I was 120 soaking wet. Now I'm rocking 150 after I poop. Unfortunately I'm 6 feet tall, so this is still tiny.

I would cut one of your classes one either thurs or fri, so that you get two days of rest. One between each day of heavy work.

id say as far as physical activity your week looks great,if your trying to put on weight, just keep your diet clean and maybe start counting cals, you should try to take in at least 3000,but i would say probobly 3500-4000 would be better because you are so active, and also try to eat plenty of carbs in the morning and lunch, and 1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight.your training looks great,i would say with the right diet you should look like that guy in no time

>>1.5 grams of protein per pound of body weight

225g of protein a day? That's almost double what I take in now (more like 130-40). Is that even healthy?

But other than that, I'm glad to hear no ridicule!

>Grappling is more like HIIT
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Unless you're PARTY HARDing while grappling and hitting 90% of your max heart rate, you ain't doing HIIT, son.
