So I've been at home for the last week or so on Easter break, paying attention to what I eat, logging it on fitday.com, 100 daily ab crunches, push ups, glutes, lunges, bodyweight squats etc. Lost five or six pounds in about a fortnight.

Then... back one day at uni - alcomahol, junk fude, no exercise all day. I'm gona clean it up tomorrow and start back at the gym (was going a month straight before easter break, 5 times a week, but will one day of carelessness undo all my great good work?

Also, what's the opinion on eating but not swallowing? I had a bag of doritos and I sorta enjoyed the texture and crunch but then spat 'em out. Least I didn't swallow then throw up....

tl;dr I'm trying not to eat crap at uni, halp

You're an idiot. Here's what you do: get lots of exercise and eat so much good food that you have no appetite for crap.

All the discipline I had just disappeared in one quick moment. I drove, I was tired and hungry, my friends were yelling "let's go out drinking" and I just crumbled, I feel like shit. Can't wait to start back at the gym

Really fucking stupid considering I just noticed I was getting fitter, saw some definition and whatnot. I am throwing out all crap in my dorm that'd tempt me, like shitty freezedried cup noodles and microwave popcorn, custard.. I don't know why it was ever there.

What I really need is a good source of protein, eggs bring me out in a rash and milk fucks up my stomach the whole day, could be lactose intolerant, haven't checked! So what's protein-y? I heard tuna? I am still quite new to this, be nice.

it shouldn't.
Take a day or two to recover your strength and you'll be back on the horse in no time

Fitday estimates my intake at 2173 cals today, up from the usual 1600-1700, one quarter fat, half carbs... hmm. Same as usual really, just less protein and alcohol in its place. I'm not usually a drinker so hopefully it is all just a blip then. Thanks for reassuring :)

Tuna is GREAT. It has about 35 grams of protein and only about 180-200 calories per can. I consider it my secret weapon :] I normally put pickles and mayonnaise in it for some taste, but try whatever you like best.
