dear /fit/
I would consider myself pretty healthy. I jog 3 times a week, and eat greens, never touch junk food (it actually makes me sick) and only drink water or tea. I don't normally care about my weight (I'm 5''7, and 130)
Recently I've been annoyed at a part of my arms that doesn't seem to be going away. It's like, flab that's on the inside of my arm right under my shoulder. I've been trying some weights that target that specific area but it doesn't seem to be showing any results (I've been doing it for a few months now) Does anyone have any suggestions?

you cant spot reduce, get a better diet and do some light weight exercises

I recommend running every other day to spare your feet from damage. Start drinking more carbonated drinks because I think the problem is not taking in enough energy.

As for "that one spot" you can't get rid of there is no method of magically making it go away.

what exercises?

besides cardio (jogging, and using those stair-masters) I also lift weights and use those large balls for balance/ect. I do yoga once in a while too. I do about 200~ crunches mostly each night unless I'm tired from work, and about 30 pushups a day.

when you do push ups does it feel like you're working your shoulders or your sides more?
also try 1 hand pushups or lifting one of your legs up,propping your feet up works good too.

It feels like my shoulders are getting all the work. And I don't think I could do a one handed push up.. >> I don't think I'm strong enough for that lol

try doing pushups where you keep your armpit tight and take the pressure off the shoulders.Keep your abs flat and tight and grip the floor as you push up.Doing 10-15 reps that leave you feeling tired enough that you need a few minute break but nothing more will be better for you,but if you do 15 and feel like you could do a few more, raise your feet up more.
