>>257467 I think this is the right idea. diet and exercize are the way to go. Diet doesn't mean some crash course, it means drinking less sodas, eating less donuts, etc. Make better meal choices. Do it slow, but after a while, you'll actually prefer to eat better food. (I can hardly even drink a full bottle of soda -high fructose corn syrup kind -- anymore, when I used to down several a day.)
Get extra exercise, it'll burn off that fat. Getting toned is good, too, but won't directly help. Extra muscle will burn more fat when you exercise, but it's the exercise that's crucial.
