How do I abs, and how long would it take?

I'm about 6'1" or 6'2", around 180lbs, average. I don't have a huge gut, but it still bothers me a bit. I lift weights and do push-ups daily, and sit-ups sometimes.

Don't do abs every single day. Do one day on, one day off. Try doing 3 sets of 25 of crunches. Sit ups are bad. Once you can do 3 sets of 25 easily, just increase the reps to you see fit. Don't forget to do obliques too, they're just as important when doing abs.

Like I said to the other guy with the same question, also on the front page:
Cardio and fat loss should be your priority, the strength training comes second if you want ab definition.

Mix it up, do a number of different abdominal exercises, and GET YOUR CARDIO DONE. If you have any sort of ponch, you should know that it's going to take a long time, and a lot of hard work.
