hey /fit/
once in a while ill have a day where i just eat a lot. i mean like 4000-5000 calories. i lift and im 5'11" 160lb. most of it is muscle. any1 else have days when they feel like their body just needs food? today i had an instant breakfast shake with peanutbutter. protein bar later, a bunch of granola bars, big salad and a huge amount of beef for lunch and bread too. and i also drank like half a gallon of arizona green tea and ate a bunch of cookies. aaaand i'll probably be hungry again in a couple hours. ill be lifting today too. god damn its like i have to binge.....
