I just notice what looks a bit like a thin hickey on my left bicep after working out. It's smaller than the one in the picture, about an inch wide and a quarter of an inch deep, about 3 inchs from the elbow fold.Did I go to hard? Is this normal? Is it bad? I know muscle fibres are meant to rip when you work out, is this just an extreme version of that? Should I avoid this happening?
