hey /fit/, i'm a skinny mofo (read: 6'2' at 130) with good cardio and good core, but i have an upcoming test that involves a standing push/pull of 80lbs
i'm taking an class specifically designed for this test atm, but it's more designed for the cardio aspect of the test
so my question to you is: what are the best exercises for upperbody strength that can be done from home? i do have freeweights at my disposal, but nothing else
