Well I have no idea really.. I'm pretty sure it's just a little fat I need to lose.. the thing is, when people see me they say I'm really thin, but fat in my thighs/waist aren't exactly how I'd like them. I guess I'm looking for a more athletic build but saying anything other than that, I don't really know. I used to weigh about 180 pounds, but never fat, just more out of shape looking than I am now, and I still haven't lost the amount of fat I would like to. I don't really know any way to explain any better what I'm looking for, so I hope you'll get what I'm trying to achieve.. this is my first time posting here really...
