I read that drinking a bit of apple cider vinegar would help you to lose more weight while working out. Is it true? And if it is is it effective enough to warrant it tasting like death?

Looking through google, it appears that there's no real evidence either way. I can't imagine it having any magical ingredients not present in a regular healthy diet though, so I'm going to say that it's not worth the taste of a mouthful of battery acid.
