I'm 160 lbs and 5'9''. Should I start cardio to loose fat then do weights and stuff to get muscle?
>> Anonymous
I swear you posted already. The answer was bulk then cut because you're not putting yourself in any danger gaining weight, and the muscle will help you lose more fat when you cut, in case you forgot/aren't actually that person.

oh, well then. That's fucking weird, because someone with your exact height weight had the same exact question (his was more wordy though) and used kratos as his accompanying pic about a week or so ago.

Maybe kratos needs help from /fit/. He looks out of shape.

I think I saw that one too but the guy said he was 165 or 170 lbs.

I think that was my followup response with a pic of me to demonstrate what his approximate height/weight looks like with a decent amount of muscle, and how far away from kratos he really was just by sheer mass.

Maybe you're right, but can't blame me for thinking they were the same person.

I keep the muscle I gain, like I can not workout for a week or two and still have my muscle.

nah, somebody that height wont look good ripper under about 165. just start bulking clean. you bodyfat will stay the same but the muscles underneath will make you seem more ripped

160 14% bf, gain 25 lbs of muscle, same amount of fat, then your bf% is like 10

No, but you need to be very careful not to let your calorie intake drop too low (keep it above 1500 Calories, I tend to keep it closer to 2000 because I burn a lot of Calories throughout the day) or else you'll induce catabolism and lose some serious muscle mass. Creatine helps prevent this to an extent, but your starvation mode is not condusive to building muscle, since muscle requires a higher daily calorie intake to maintain, so your body will drop any excess when it thinks you're going to starve.
