halp, is skinny Anonymous
Hello, /fit/. I'm skinny and weak. Any tips?

It's better than being fat, I guess, but it's kind of annoying to get dizzy every time I jog across the street. I used to get at least four massive nosebleeds every day but stepped up my water intake and starting drinking Korean traditional medicine, so the nosebleeds are gone but the dizziness isn't.

I weigh 136.5lb and am somewhere in the 6'2" range, which I don't think is that under, but I keep getting told I look too skinny.

I've tried working out for about a year but gave it up because I couldn't see anything happening. My calorie intake is pretty low; I eat a bowl of rice in the morning and another with fish at around 4pm. I go through about half a pack of Trident gum every day, though?

tl;dr How do I gain weight without being "fat"?

Thanks for the advice. I don't know if I can go for that sleep, though; I get an average of four hours a night, and those are the days I'm not on /b/.

I guess I'll have a chat with a friend who works at 24hour fitness and see if I can't squeeze out a few free workouts?

Thanks a lot guys, I appreciate it. And I seriously wasn't trolling; 4chan probably has as many skinny fucks as there are overweight basement dwellers.

Probably. I just got it off a /b/ thread a few months ago because of some lulzy thread declaring the guy circled a meme.
