Can we turn trolly troll into a real thread? I'm 5'4", 280 lbs, and need to lose weight. Physically, I know I can handle a lot of excercise, however I still need a lot of help. My goal isn't to be thin in a year, my goal is to lose a couple of pounds a week until I'm a healthy weight. Any advice?
Also: I have a naturally slow metabolism (I've been tested for it), so as far as diet goes, anything that speeds up my metabolism is a plus. I've already switched to whole wheat and grains as far as starches go, but other than that I'm not sure exactly where to start.
