So, I got this "Slim in 6" shit. I'm wondering if this is going to do me any good. Supposedly, it's an aerobic workout with stretching and a bit of yoga (so my friend tells me) and it supposedly worked for him. The difference is, he needed to lose probably 20 pounds, while I need to lose over 90. :SI have no access to any sort of exercise equipment. With a balanced diet, would doing this every day help me at all? What about Tae Bo? (lol) All this DVD aerobics stuff looks gimmicky, but I'm looking for something low impact atm, and this looks pretty low-impact.So, any experience with this sort of cardio?
if you're inactive any activity becomes good.try it to start and then move on to something else.
