Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone had any tips for increasing one's endurance on the treadmill from a normal constant interval 30-35 min run at roughly 5.5-6 mph at varying low inclines to stretch out to 60-70 mins? I know there's the Couch to 5K program for beginning runners, but is there any intermediate program to get you running for longer maybe? Thanks in advance!
