Strange Diet Anonymous
Attempting to lose weight here and the thoughts have occurred to me, what if I just do a water/bread diet? I know I need proteins and other vitamins so I was thinking supplements with possible nuts/beans/meat (sometimes)?

The problem here is budget I can't afford a high level of fruits/veg/ you get the idea the good stuff that keeps you health and fed. Especially with the prices of fresh foods going up.

Along with this I was thinking about buying a cycle or some other home equipment that would be readily available at all times, l keep odd hours so running around in the dark hasn't been such an appeal. Focus on just cardio, with minor free weights.

Then after losing all the weight and getting decently healthy move back into weight training.

Also do the carbs really matter if I'm not taking in any fat? Beans/Nuts and probably once a week steak isn't much fat.

Really? It only costs me 30-45 dollars a week to get 7 chicken breasts, two bags of raw spinach, 6 apples, 7 oranges, 2 mangos(these are for smoothies), and a bunch of bananas.

As long as you aren't blowing your money on beer, whores and videogames you should be good. Unless of course you don't have a job.

That looks possible, the only reason I say that is my food budgets for more than me. Though what you said looks plausible.
