so /fit/, I always see HFCS (high fructose corn syrup) plastered as a bad thing. Now I will admit that I stopped my consumption of the product since my change, but I never really here the reason why it's bad.So here's my question to you /fit/, scientifically what are the cons in HFCS?and as always, pic not related
