It's a Korean movie with subs. Wait till end of part 10/start of part 11.
But watching it just for pure /fit/ motivation won't work. Pull out a chair tomorrow, grab a granola bar and just watch it for enjoyment, because I don't guarantee motivation. It's a nice movie.
