Hey /fit/,I'm in no good shape, but i want to change that. I started jogging and going to a fitness studio and i lost already 4kg. I still weight 72kg and I'm only 172cm big. yeah, I'm a fatty compared to you, but like I said i want to change it. The training is not really the problem, but i have a few questions about eating. I have an eatingdisorder, i only eat very few things like all day stuff, bread, fruits etc. But i can't really eat much meat or fish. A year ago or so i was only eating junkfood like snickers, chips etc. thats why im in such a bad shape. So if i want to change that it takes a long time for me to get used to the new stuff. At the moment i only eat full grain, water, some vegetables and sometimes noodles. Can you give me some tipps 4 healthy eating, so i get everything i need for my body etc?
