/fit/ what's next?

I'm looking to get bigger, but not in the way the before pic is. It's only been 4 months and I haven't really gained much (actually lost about 10 pounds...160 in first pic, 150 now) but I feel I'm looking better. I stopped working out for 2 weeks (end of september-beginning of october) but I'm back on track.

So what now...? What sort of routine should I do to start gains while still maintaining (or improving) a six pack...Currently doing a home workout dumbell routine that lasts about an hour...

I do sets of 8,8,10 of dumbell rows, lateral raises, dumbell deadlifts, curls, arnold presses, and dumbell squats. I also do sets of 4,4,5 for wrist rollers and sets of 20,20,25 for bench. I only have access to 20 pound dumbells and 35 pound dumbells.

...Considering joining a gym, but haven't really ever looked. My sister and I have been missing each other's schedules cause she is supposed to hook me up with a 7 day pass to Gold's...

So anyway, input wanted (tips on what workouts I should do...more specifically dumbell...diet tips...)...Anything is appreciated. Pic related.

Is that sarcasm?

I think it is...last time I came here to ask shit I was told to work my shoulders and lats more...which lead me to add rows and lateral raises.

'fess up.

These two pictures were taken within an hour of each other. The second picture is just better lighting and flexing that scrawny little body for dear life.

No really...I thought this would be said. I'm actually in much better shape than I was 4 months ago...The first picture you can see around my neck a collection of fat, around my stomach there is more fat, and on my arms. My arms I think look smaller in the 2nd picture but it's just less fat I think...the way I could prove it I guess is show the pics without the identity hidden to show that 4 months ago my hair was long past my ears and now it barely touches my ears.

In The Ring. After people watched the tape, they started scratching out faces like that with a pen, and couldn't even notice their hands doing it.

dude... give me your workout routine. You did this without a trainer? Your resources, give me them

That's what I assumed but I've never seen that movie.

I told my current routine but I've only been doing that one for about two weeks. Like I said, I wanted to incorporate more shoulders, back, and also legs.

My routine before pretty much had none of those...It was the same sort of sets curls, wrist rollers, bench, tricep extensions, military press, and ab ripper x...I want to say there was more to it but I can't think of what else I did at the moment.
