/fit/, I'm a skinnyfag, and I want to bulk up.To the left is a pic of me, as you can see I barely have any muscles at all, and my chest like caves in to my breast bone... which is real attractive.I want to gain an athletic build, not one of a body builder. What kind of exercises can I do to build my pecs, abs, bi and tricep, and my back?I want to improve all of those to athletic build.Also, what kind of diet should I be eating?
