Hey /fit/

I'm 6' 2 and weigh 200kg and I really dont know why

I do drink diet soda. lots of it, but I figured it's 0 calories so it's no harm, am I wrong? Would switching to water help much?

My diet:
Breakfast: Cereal, special k or shredded wheat
Dinner: Roast/Boiled potatos and chicken/steak, chicken curry wih rice
Supper: Noodles or soup

I dont have very varied diet because I've been trying to eliminate what the cause could be

yes, forget diet soda.
Water, tea and milk.
Don't munch carbs before going to bed. Noodles for supper is a bad idea.
Special k is very energetic, if you eat lots of it, you gonna get heavy.

Watch your calories overall. A working man needs around 2500, 3000 if you are heavy worker.
Try to keep your intake below that and you should lose weight.
Also cardio and weights.
