/fit/ I want to plump up my asian girlfriend. By this I mean turn her from being a really skinny twig into a plump or maybe even a little fat real woman.

Whats the best way to fatten her up without it being unhealthy?

in b4 loads of junk food etc.

you sound like you want to eat her....... just fyi... thats a bit creepy...

just increase her calorie intake. its really simple more cals in than out = fat to form... or get her to start lifting, she will get definition and stop being skinny but then you will have a GF who can kick your ass.... your choice

Same answers as you got when you put this thread on /b/ earlier.

Have her eat a fat asian.

Thin women are real sly about not eating a lot in one sitting.

Your best bet is to hit her with a small(non-junkfood) snack like a hot pocket every couple of hours, but remember to spice it up with sandwiches, fast food, pizza, ect. And prepare to lose money, she'll want to eat out every so often and this works to your benefit since you can disguise what you're doing.

Also cherry flavored soda, it's like air to them.

Non-healthy foods aside, I don't really see how you can trick her into over eating. Just remember, women are statistically more sedentary then men, so you can basically shoot from the hip. Also be aware that woman are highly aware of psychological warfare conducted by you, IE if you grab her almost non-existent gut, she'll not eat so much for awhile.

If she's a vegetarian, I don't really know what to tell you.

Last I checked, white rice is pure carb. Dammit, it's hard concentrating with that picture hanging there.

If you want her a little fatter, you can stick her on the Ben & Jerry's Diet for a while. That consists of adding one pint of Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream (Flavor is your choice) each day in addition to her normal meals.

I do suggest though you go the lean muscle route and try putting her on an hefty exercise regiment along with heavy carb meals.

(I'm justing shooting in the dark here with these suggestions, but the Ben & Jerry's Diet did work for my brother kinda)
