Hey /fit/. Pic is my stomach, last year I lost 60odd pounds, and got from obese to where I am now, but I'd like to be fit enough for things like parkour and tricking by the end of next year. Im not really interested in being able to lift huge figures, but if it all comes with part of getting fit enough to run and jump and be as agile in general as traceurs then i'll grin and get the job done. My question at this point is if I follow the below routine, will it be enough to wipe off that little belly remaining and whittle myself down to abs by around May next year?HIIT every 2nd day1hour Walking each day (This wont be optional, to and from college)Ab exercises on the off days of HIIT (suggestions here would be great)and following a fairly good diet.I know quite a lot about diets and nutrition from the weight I lost recently, so I don't need any guidance in that area, I know what to stay clear of. But some comments on if this will work or not would be good, and suggestions for ab exercises (Ontop of the AB exercises I'll be doing squatz, because I'm accustomed <3 squatz!)And there is one other thing /fit/, Im assuming im simply retaining fat that I have not lost yet, but as you can see in the picture, that little gut is very flabby and somewhat strange, I'm wondering if the excess skin my be making the fat appear more than it is? And will the left over skin prevent me from getting visible abs? Thanks in advance.
That's not gonna do shit. You need to run, and lift heavy waits as many times as possible for pure strength muscles, not show off muscles
>>476868Oh ok, any specific routine I should follow?
