Good evening, /fit/.

I've been working out pretty intensely the past month and a half or so, using a mixture of protien, N.O., and BCAA's to help me along the way.

Before I started going to the gym, I would fap almost every day; occasionally multiple times a day. Now I don't even have the urge to self-induce ejaculation, but I would gladly have consensual sex in the missionary position if I were given the oppurtunity.

Is this normal?

bwah. cortisol spikes around the 45 minute mark but its debatable how detrimental it is to continue lifting. if you just get a good insulin spike it should prevent the cortisol spike

On the contrary, I fap more often after I started taking my fitness seriously. I fap at myself looking at the mirror mounted on my ceiling because I'm just that hot.
