Do we have any HIT practitioners out there in /fit/ness land? If so, what are your routines like? What sort of gains have you garnered?

I myself used to be on a 4-way split, done once a week (so each workout got repeated once every 4 weeks), and saw very excellent gains. Recently, I've cut down to a very consolidated routine (a complete body workout), done once every 10 days, and have experienced even MORE thunderously awesome gains.

Workout is as follows:

Workout 1:
1 set of pulldowns to failure, palms-up grip
1 set of bench press machine to failure
1 set of leg presses to failure
1 set of leg curls to failure

Workout 2:
1 set of deadlifts to failure
1 set of lateral raise machine to failure
