Fix your eating habbits (4-5 small meals a day), get plenty of sleep, don't eat shit with too much fat and sugar.

Go out jogging, get a bike (real or training bike). Remember to jogg/bike in pulses, meaning you lower/increase your tempo, sorta like a rollercoaster.
