Ok im taking some weight training classes at a community college this summer and im wondering if I will need a physical and what it consists of.

Getting a physical is never a bad idea, but if you're not obese and don't have a history of medical problems you're probably fine to lift some weights without seeing a doctor. Just take note if you get fatigued really, really quickly or experience vertigo or anything.

What should I expect because I remember having a physical for soccer once when I was younger and all I remember is being in a robe on with only my underwear on underneath and getting a blood sample taken from my finger then I had another "physical" for a "summer camp" I was fully clothed got weight, height and heart rate and blood pressure measured...
