Sup /fit/
First time posting.

I'm not overweight, it’s just that I don’t think I look “manly”.
My goal inst a six pack, I just need the right exercises/tips/regimens to look decent.

Area’s:

My torso
My lower arm
My upper arm (though this isn’t important as I have been working on my biceps)

I’ve only got access to dumbbells, an exercise bike and a treadmill and I cant afford going to the gym at the moment.

What can I do?

in the very beginning, i started out with pushups. i would just do 10 or so (all i could do at the time) any time during the day that i remembered to.

within one week i had more muscles in my arms and chest, it was really kind of weird because i had never worked out before

random pushups during day, do a lot before you go to bed too... that way you can remember to do them.

pseudo planche pushups.

make sure you get decent shoulders.. try lateral raises and seated military presses with those dumbells

Pushups, don't go over 12 reps though, try to keep it to 5 or so, increase difficulty by being explosive (like clapping pushup, minus the faginness of clap) add extra weight (things on your back) feet raised up higher etc

Handstand pushups will broaden your shuolders alot.

For arm width\girth you want more tricep than bicep, seeing it's 2\3 of upper arm muscle mass, so lots of pushing exercises.

Chinups will help give you a V taper.

Squats are a good way to bring out the definition in you.

Thanks all
What about the stomach?

I don’t want a six pack but I wouldn’t mind toning it up a bit.

pushups will help with your stomach, experiment with doing pushups on different inclines and you will definitely feel it in your abs the next day
