/fit/, how do I look? (filename is hideous1.jpg for a reason). I'm 5'9", male, weighed 136 lbs after the gym today. I do massive cardio - at least 120 mins or more on my "cardio" days, and 60-75 mins on my non-cardio "lifting" days. I eat about 1000 calories a day and have for many months now. I also have an anorexic mindset.

i wont say ignore the trolls... because you're on 4chan. however you should stop being a dick and doing cardio and start lifting like fucking crazy so you can fill up your sagging skin coat with some muscle, it's a thousand times harder than dropping kilos however it is the only way you will be able to look in the mirror in years to come and not want to throw yourself off of a roof top car park.

Please don't listen to those people. You look really very skinny. You need to make sure you eat enough to stay healthy, and I don't mean thin. If exercising makes you feel good, keep at it, but don't do it because you think you need to lose weight. Anorexia is dangerous. Please take care of yourself.

To the OP - I am personal trainer, believe it or not, but if I had to describe you I'd say skinny-fat is pretty accurate. You NEED to eat a lot of protein, 120g a day for you. Up your calorie count to about 1800-2600, And lift a lot more. I can tell that you are lifting weights like a pussy, so man up and start increasing the weight, and good luck

Yeah, listen to everyone. Eat and lift more. Looks like you used to be somewhat of an ex-fatty because you have loose abdomen skin (I have the same problem). LOSING MORE WEIGHT will NOT help it, you'll just end up looking like a skeleton with hanging skin (which you already do pretty much, no offense). You need to put some more muscle on. Then, if you decide you want to lose fat do it the healthy way. 1000 calories is not enough, especially with 120 minutes of cardio a day.
