Ugh guys, I just dont know anymore.

Some days I want to get super buff, some days I want to be super skinny. Anyone else get in one of these delimas?

For the longest time I wanted to get super buff, like Arnold Schwarzenegger, but now, idk anymore. I saw some skinny guys (ones that you would consider a weakling) and Im considering going with that body type.

What do you say? Get super buff or get super skinny?

Everyone looks better with muscles. Aim to be able to squat 1.5x your bodyweight.

It'S always better to squat more but 1.5 is a good compromise between 1.5 and buff.

I'm personally going for 1.5x bodyweight x20 reps for my long term squat goal.

Which is 232.5lb atm but In a few more months I would of put on more weight so it gets harder and harder! doesn't put me off though.

Want to be able to do 1rep 2x bodyweight also
