I sure hope so. They taste fucking delicious. And why weren't they fried right the first time?

try making your own, so they won't be nearly as bad.

I got a can of that brand right here, except mine is jalapeno flovor, so let's rundown the calories:

Serving size - 1/2 cup (3.5 servings in a can)

Calories - 120
Cals from fat - 15
Total fat - 2g, 3% DV
Saturated fat - .5g, 3% DV
Cholesterol - 0g
Sodium - 320 mg 13% DV
Total carbs - 19g, 6% DV
Dietary fiber - 7g, 28% DV
Sugars - 0g
Protein - 7g

Seems pretty healthy to me...low in fat, high in fiber, decent amount of protein. Sodium is a little high though. It's OK for your diet as long as it's in moderation, and you're not eating it with tons of cheese and tortillas. Also the refried beans you get in Mexican restaurants is less healthy because you're probably getting more lard in those.
