Hey /fit/, supplement newb here.Is it beneficial to stack Protein and Amino Acids? What's the point if protein is just broken down into Amino Acids?
LOLProteins are chains of amino acids.I suppose the point is to get a mixture of quickly absorbed elements and more slowly absorbed proteins but that depends on whats in it.
it would be beneficial if you eat protein, yes. lots of protein are usally found in steaks and other delicious meat.
