hey /fit/ i'm about to go on a diet to lose about 20lbs and I don't want to end up looking like a deflated balloon. perhaps an extreme example.

Whats the best way to prevent excess sagging of skin? creams? work outs?

Cream won't do anything for you. THat's a silly idea.

Paranoia at its best.

>Paranoia
I don't think you know what that word means.

For me, as I lost my weight, I never really had to deal with loose skin. It may be because I'm young, but I found as long as you lose the weight gradually (I did half a pound to a pound a week), the skin doesn't really stretch out that badly. I'm not 100% sure, but I think casual sun exposure also helps it keep it's elasticity.

I know there are creams, but I have no idea how well they work.

>>Paranoia is a disturbed thought process characterized by excessive anxiety or fear, often to the point of irrationality and delusion.

Perhaps stupidity would have been a more appropriate wording for the grammar nazi's.

You should be fine dude. Saggy skin is from more extreme losses in weight.
