is this a "burn the fat, feed the muscle" meal, /fit/ ?
l2bake eggs without butter/whatever in the pan. i use those non-sticky plastic things you can put in a pan, they're <3.

i eat a really fatty breakfast, hell everything i eat is fattymy breakfast is 70% fat, 15% protein, 15% carbs, around 1000 caloriesi eat between 2000-2400 calories daily
this is how my breakfast breaks down today at least, thinking about cutting out the carbs a little more and adding more protein+fat, throw out the steel cut oats and get eggs
