hey /fit/, i'm sure this has be answered many times but, should i masturbate/ejaculate while I am training? (No not during actual exercise) Will my testosterone decrease? Are there any adverse health effects to not masturbating after doing it almost 3 times a day for a month?

I find that doing some small weights instead of fapping is a decent way to squeeze out a bit more exercise in the day. Of course, I fap afterwards, but that's besides the point.
