Umm, suggestion, do at least light weight training otherwise your not going to lose the weight as fast as you would hope.
You don't have to do balls to the walls, but as anyone here can tell you Cardio slows down your metabolism, Weight lifting accelerates it. If you start doing Cardio, you will lose weight, but if you weight train and do cardio it will accelerate it a lot as far as the weight loss goes. It also lets you have awesome muscles.
