Do you drink alcohol at all? And try eating yogurt, apparently it assists in removing the stomach-oriented fat (how\why, I got nfi, but my friend lost 3 inches off his VERY big waist just by eating yoghurt aswell as his normal exercise routine (only lost 4kg though, it seems like just his stomach shrunk)
It's also tasty =D
On a different note, start hitting some olympic lifter style lifting if you're into martial arts, I'm sure there's a coach or something in your area, it'll help you build really explosive power and teach you to use your body as a whole unit. You'll also get pretty solid physique from it, sure it's not chest and biceps, but y'know....
