Not as necessary, but why not?
Screw all that isolation, 5 hours in the gym bullshit.
If I'm going to bust my ass 5/6 days a week, I want some useful strength to show for it.
I won't bag on a guy who works out to look good, but to me, it doesn't seem all that clever. Especially when you can get functional fucking fit and look amazing at the same time.
