Is Lean Cuisine bad for you? It's cheap (2 for 4$ at my nearby Ralphs) and it seems healthy..
High in sodium, otherwise it's fine.
>>103832What happens when a person consumes a lot of sodium?
>>103851dehydration and aids
>>103851Nothing happens. Just make sure you keep yourself normally hydrated during the day (which is very easy). Most people get at least 6x times the daily value of sodium that their body needs. The baseline of sodium required is very low, but of course if you get very little sodium then you run the risk of fainting spells and being tired.Anyways there is nothing bad with consuming too much sodium (that we know of as of yet anyways).
>>103861Uh... hypertension isnt bad?
>>103875You have to eat like 4 or 5 times the recommended dose of sodium per day to really get bad effects. If you eat 2 lean cuisines a day, you'll be fine. Fuck, 3 would be fine, no doubt.

>>103822I was wondering about this too. I am a really crappy cook and kind of getting tired of grilled white meat chicken 5 days a week. Are these things alright 3 or 4 times a week, or is it going to be taking a few steps backward?
