Hey /fit/.

Yesterday, I ate what I estimate to be 8,000 calories throughout the day.

How do I undo this?

begin abusing laxatives, rinse and repeat

You can't. Just don't do it again.

In the morning I had bacon and eggs with 3 pancakes from iHop.

For lunch, I had a whole supreme pizza.

And for dinner, I ate a whole jar of honey roasted peanuts and a tub of ice cream.

It sucks because I can overeat so easily..

Today I haven't been eating anything really. I was doing good until yesterday, I just wanted to eat moar.

I was at 175 before the "binge". I'm afraid of my scale.

with small changes.
breakfast: bacon and RAW eggs!
lunch: get a margherita, or a margherita with something... not the pizza with everything and the kitchen sink! or at least eat just one half.
dinner: you still have half a pizza left, right?

if you usually eat a normal amount, your body will take care of itself, and you'll just have a few heavy shits

if you always eat that much, you undo it by learning to stop eating when you're not hungry. don't feel like you have to eat everything presented to you. ease off the fatty and sugary stuff. decide how much you're going to eat beforehand; don't just eat until you're full
