Okay, so you're a big, dougy blob. Go running, jump rope, go biking, do high rep arm weights (bench press, shoulder press) use a rowing machine, crawl around on your hands and feet like a a feral human for hours at a time, devouring all the grasshoppers you come across. Oh, and start eating more fruit.

Endomorph (and the other morphs) were terms created by a lunatic who was eventually shut down and most of his work destoryed. Basically you're just a strong fat guy, so do cardio every day.

Mesomorph here. For most of my teenage years I thought I was an endomorph until I did a shit load of cardio and dropped 64 pounds. To my surprise I had a mesomorph build under a shit load of fat. No I did not visit weight rooms.

Thank you. Anyone who has taken a basic psych and/or nutrition class knows how absurd those ancient labels are.
