Since you're probably done with puberty, drinking milk and running isn't going to make you grow anymore. But it's true that though genetics affects height, diet does too. If you look at older Japanese people, they are tiny hunchbacks. The current generation are taller- although I was the tallest girl in my class in Japan (at 5'8") I was not taller than a majority of the boys. But drinking milk is still good for your bones, so keep drinking.
