yea there technique is years ahead of mine in most of the o-lifts.
But ive also been doing compounds lifts for the last 2 years for 5 days a week almost every week of the year except for major holidays. I started out pretty weak. 2 Years ago i was 5'7" weighed 225, and had 32% body fat.
My maxes back then were Bench:160 Squat: 230 Military:90 Powerclean:105
My military still sucks, but everything else has improved alot for me. Just saying that if you keep with the hardwork, and make lifting a part of your lifestyle permanently it will payoff.
But on another not my friends tell me ima have joint problems all the time when im older. im only 16 right now. b& underaged and all that shit i know but still. Will i have joint problems from lifting like this alot?
