I'm not fat, but I am overweight. I'm a 26 yo male.I'd like to be able to jog/run a mile in under 10 mins without stopping/slowing down to a walk by the end of the year.What type of exercises/regiment should I have? Just running a bit more each day?

Running is the best way to train for running. Other than that, a lot of cardio work outs and anything that will keep your legs pushing hard and heart rate up.Like running.
