So, I have ADD. Can /fit/ recommend any methods to increase my concentration or focusing power? Reducing stress would be good too.

Does meditation work? What kind?
I've hears Yoga and Taichi can have mental effects in addition to physical. Is this true?

Reading about NLP principles, even if you don't end up using it, will teach you a lot about how your brain functions on a basic level, allowing you to avoid mental problems before they begin.
