I've never cared to very healthy, until now. As of late I've been bothering to eat at least fruit for breakfast, and drink plenty of water during the day. I don't exercise and due to genes I'm a extremely skinny fag. I would like to know, what can I eat for breakfast that would be healthy? Eating an apple is ok, but I go very hungry soon, so I would like my breakfast to be more solid.
