Fit what advice would you give someone who wants to start jogging everyday.
I job, but I don't do it often. I'd like to know tips and safety information. Proper way to land/pivot the foot for minimal impact, how long a beginner should job for, breathing techniques and so on.
Appreciate any help you can give me, thanks.

Wow. Sorry I'm dyslexic. I read the first post and was wondering what he was talking about... damn I actually wrote jog.
I read over it this time though so all errors are corrected in this post, I think.
If it weren't for spell check I'd be legally retarded.

Things like automated spellchecking are keeping alive people that should be weeded out by natural selection.

It's actually out of order, not upside down.
I have dyslexia, tunnel vision, partially color blind, and astigmatism. It's all because of a connective tissue disorder I have. If it gets to your eyes it's likely you'll be blind. I was lucky and didn't go blind, I just got god awful eyes. On the plus side I can do shit like this. Makes me a ton of money on street performances.

Just jog, faggot. Stop fucking worrying about it and do it. You'll natually improve...maybe not. If you can't even get the words right, you might be destined for FAILure.
