In my grappling class we put someone in a fireman's carry and do SQUATZ, so grappling is better.
grappling, reqwuires so much more work. Not that stand up is "easy", but grappling is such an intense workout.
Grappling. Just compare highschool wrestlers (lean, amazing stamina, strong and coordinated) and football players (strong, granted, but fat and winded quickly compared to wrestlers).
