Hi /fit/, I'd like to hear your opinion about my workout:

Day 1: squats, deadlift, benchpress, bar-rows
Day 2: deadlift, power-clean, shoulder press, bar-rows.

I'm 6'4 and fucking hate squats, so I do deadlift every day instead.
Good idea, bad idea?

You need those squats OP, you're pretty long, se they're your weak point. Train your weak points.

You should replace everything with Squats, that way you'll get hueg quicker.

everyone does mate we all walk on them for most of our lives. try doing
day1 chest, arms and abs
day2 legs and back
