Hi, /fit/.

Long story short, I'm getting in shape; losing weight, building muscle, whatnot. But my jaw line (and general neck area, for that matter) isn't as strong or defined as I'd like - not a double chin, just not as defined as I'd like. Is there anything I can do about this (exercises, et cetera), or should I just wait and see what general weight loss does?

Shrugs, front/side/bent delt raises, use a calf machine but work your sterno instead.

RAGEing is a really good workout for your platysma. Not so good for your blood pressure though.

Bullshit, that builds traps.

Just keep losing weight OP, the neck fat will come off eventually.

There are exercises you can do for your neck.

The two most common are isometric exercises that involve using your hand to brace your neck, and pushing against it using your neck muscles; repeat in each direction.

The other involves a head harness, which holds weights, and you perform what looks like a side crunch, but with your neck. You'll have to look it up.

You can also try a wrestlers bridge, but the jury is still out on whether or not that's really a safe option.

LOL! Go look at some human anatomy and come back to tell me why building traps will decrease neck fat as the trap gets larger... faggot.
