Okay /fit/. I have a question.How much weight can I safely lose in about a month and a half? I'm a big guy (6'0'', 175lbs in b4 fatty) and moderately muscular, but I still have a paunch that I'd like destroyed before ~45 days are out.Workout suggestions /fit/? Pic unrelated.

Don't lose more than 2 lbs per week. That's pretty excessive. Keep it more like... 1.5 or 1 lbs per week.
