knees stamina structural problems
ok 4 words, but till problems that you will have later in life, if you are running also expect to have some kind of knee issue, some people luck out but putting alot of stress on them for long periods of time is never good. Stamina, while its a good work out now and will be for a while, your stamina will go down and you wont be able to push as hard as you age so it will be less and less effective
lastly structual defects. Honestly dont expect to be playing soccer regularly or a lot when you get older, bad shit you have done to your body will catch up to you and the chances you will have some fucked up body part that forces you to take it easy some days is almost 100 %(unless you are careful about your posture and impact on joints but hardly anyone is). So yeah, as you age, soccer might not be the best of options and you will probably have to switch to less intense stuff to keep burning off cals
