how much salt is too much salt?

It depends, if you are exercising alot i.e. sweating and drinking alot of water, you will need salt more than the average layabout to replace lost electrolytes.

I exercise everyday. Keep my lifting below 1hr because of the glycogen reserves running out and shit, and then do HIIT for 10 minutes. I use salt on 4 of my 7 meals through the day (hard boiled eggs 3*2times a day, luch, dinner). However I'm experiencing a weight plateau. I'll weight myself at the end of the month. If I don't notice a weight loss, could it be that the sodium is making me hold in too much water?

it's 4 series of 30 HI and 1 min. rest. I always feel like vomiting afterwards. It's more like.. 5:30, 6:00 HIIT+3mins. previously for warm up @ 60%. I put 10mins to round it up
