1. Eat lots of small meals per day (between 4 and 6 meals) instead of eating 3 big meals.
2. Drink lots of water.
4. Eat healthy foods, not empty calories. Lots of protein especially, but also fruits, veggies, nuts, and some carbs (how much carbs you have depends entirely on you as an individual; everyone is different).
5. Do some kind of cardio. HIIT is a good choice. Do cardio AT LEAST 3 - 4 times a week, if not more.
6. Do strength training to help maintain your existing muscle and maybe, just MAYBE, gain a little. This will help keep your metabolism up. If you don't have access to a gym you can do things around your house using your own body as resistance. Have fun kid.
