/fit/ I've gotten an interest in Olympic weightlifting lately. I want an XBOXHUEG back, along with other parts of my body, without using pussy ass machines, only freeweights, so it seems perfect. Learn how to do cleans, and by learn I mean try and get into contact with a decent coach who can actually teach you how to do them properly.Best exercise ever.

yeah. i want to do oly lifts but it's hard to find someone who knows what they are talking about to teach you. i tried fucking around with snatches but gave up after nearly fucked up my shoulder. i still do cleans a bit.

you can start doing overhead squats (important assistance exercise for the SNATCH) today, with a broomstick!!!!they will kick your ass.
