And getting to your questions: It depends on the juice you buy. Just read the labels beforehand for a change, they have useful information on them. Yeah, who woulda thunk, huh? But more to the point, It's probably too much sugar. Drink more water instead.
Why not get all your vitamins from fresh fruits and vegetables? They're fuckin' full of 'em on case ya didn't know.
Vitamin water, eh, It's not for me. It tastes like shit and water is always the "ol' faithful", so to speak, when choosing a liquid to accompany your exercise routines and what not.
