Most likely a troll, but I need this answered. Can I live on Protein shakes (Soy milk, Soy protein powder, 1 Tbsp Olive oil, 1 Tbsp Flax seeds) Fruit juice (homemade) and a multivitamins? The way I've calculated it my macronutrient ratios are good, I've got enough fiber, I don't see any micronutrients missing, and it's heavy on Phytonutrients. If I need solid "real food", I'd like cited sources.
