Well hello, /fit/ peoples.Firstly, I want to say thank you. The motivation and help here I've gotten are great, and I also hope to help other. Ridiculousness aside, reading stuff from Hammerknife and that RAAAAAAGE guy also just makes my day.Now for my question:I've been starting to try to eat healthier and begin a workout routine, but my diet is a bit worrying. I eat 6 small meals a day:2 all-wheat slices of bread with an egg and coffee in the morning, a granola bar and a small low to no-fat yoghurt before lunch, 2 deli sliced beef sandwiches on wheat bread for lunch (I'm sort of easing off on the meat. It's thinly sliced and the meat accounts for about 150 cals. per sandwich), a small salad before I head home, then I usually exercise/do my cardio routine and give in to being a stereotypical Indian and have a dinner or curry and rice, or curry and pita bread/naan.I've read some threads on how oats are apparently awesome and should be a part of every MANLY MANS diet, which I plan to enact. Any other suggestions? More meat? Less meat? More veggies? etc.
Fuck all that bread. Meat is manfood for men that men eat.

>>36727So, excluding the bread and having more meat is healthier for me?
depends on your routine......if you're wanting to flip cars in France: eat more animals. If you goal is to be able to chase down a dear on foot: eat more plants.
>>36741I just want to lost some weight and get healthier. Dropping pounds and improving my stamina is first, gaining muscle mass is second.
>>36747there's your answer: more plantswhen you're ready for muscle mass go back to eating more animals
If you make your own curry, throw in some beef chunks. Makes it taste a lot better.
I dunno, I think your diet looks fine. Big props on being able to keep up a six meal plan though, I'm too lazy/forgetful to ever keep it up for more than two weeks.
>>36768Beef makes everything taste better
>>36768Better yet, horsemeat, if you can find it. It has more protein than beef and is leaner. It also has a great flavor to it.
So, there really are no other healthier suggestions for me?
>>36703we've got copypasta on /fit/ now?
>>36741The difference in diet between a power lifter and a marathon runner isn't all that much. Both eat generous amounts of lean meat and green vegetables.
>>37716What're you talking about? This is my first thread here.
>>37722except the same thread with the same text was posted yesterday with a different picture.
>>37724The exact same text? I posted this thread at midnightish yesterday but I haven't double posted it or anything either, so I'm clueless.
