/fit/, is having awesome hip lines like this genetic? i mean, i know you have to be a skinnyfag, but i'm a skinnyfag and my hips aren't like, super cool. they're just normal..

You don't have to be a skinny to have them you just need a low body fat %.

if you extersise at all you have abs,. they will show if your bf is low enough. if you REALLY care about having huge bulky abs, squat propperly and do weighted sit ups.

Do bicycle crunches and the captains chair. Both of those do the abs and obliques really well.

I looked at the pic again and I have come to the conclusion that he is a chubby wigger (possibly homosexual due to his stance) that is in good lighting.

Anyways, to work your core I prefer crunches, reverse, crunches, sideways sit ups, and planks. My weight lifting routine also works my core.
