So normally, I do about 45 minutes on the elliptical, lifting and then 30 minutes to an hour on a bike to finish. However, the past couple of times I have only been able to do cardio for like 30 minutes before I have to stop.

I imagine this is due to the humidity, since my head gets way too hot too soon and can feel the increased difficulty breathing through my nose. What do I do about this? Is there anything I can do?
I feel like a fucking pussy

How long have you been at it, OP?

maybe 4 months?
I can't really remember, but up until like 4 days ago I was about to do the my normal routine without any real difficulty. Then, just the other day, I couldn't even come close to finishing.

You should take a look at dehydration, drink up MOAR water.

It has happened the past couple of times. I don't think water is the problem. I think the main thing that is making it difficult is the breathing. It's like I can feel the accumulation of moisture. It may be allergies or something, but that has never been a problem before. I just feel like not enough air is getting through, so I figure it must be the humidity.
Do I just have to deal with exercising like a pussy until the weather changes?

You're not a pussy. You should always listen to your body. If something doesn't feel right, don't push it. Humans aren't machines, and we can't always perform exactly the same every day.

No this is part of your microcycle. You need to decrease your load/reps/time spent at your fullest capability every 3rd week. On your 4th week, after this light exercise period, you can continue with 100%.
