So /fit/, I started thinking about the process of losing weight.

Psychology: This is the most important aspect. If your head isn't in the right place, it doesn't matter how healthy you eat or work out, you're weight loss journey is going to look like a yo-yo (or rollercoaster).

Diet: Second most important. If your diet is shitty, it won't matter how much exercise you do. If you put bad fuel in your body, you're going to get sluggish/sloppy results. Gotta watch for quality AND quantity.

Exercise: As crazy as it may be, this is the least important. Once your head is in the game and you're eating right, I believe you won't have to "force" yourself to do anything. I'm not saying you wouldn't have to push yourself at times, it just just seems that exercise would naturally follow.

Truth I agree with the psychology, It determines how your gonna act for the whole day, how many sets you are going to accomplish, and how much your gonna start running. Sometimes I wish i had something to distract me while running.

Very true. I've lost more weight changing my diet and being in a better mental state than I have with exercise alone.
