hey all u need is better diet, no more suger drinks, i would go all water and if needed orange juice something light and natural. For food no more junk foods, also would start taking Kre- any kind is good, expand your meal intake and consume 30% fats atleast also have a good amount of proteins and fibers, one good thing i do that makes me feel great is one bottle of water when i wake up and one when i go to sleep, ill wake up hungrey every time and wanting to poop :P, good luck
