OP here. i started doing a lot of ddr. after 2 weeks on there i can do calorie burn mode and get off 250 calories. but as far as what i eat, i dont really say i eat a lot. but I eat until full. some days that 600 calories, others its probally 2500. i cant find a center on this. i was thinking mabie just ddr, run, trampoline, and dips, pull ups, push ups, curls but idk what really works for me at this point. if anybody else has something similar id like to hear what they did or what someone would reccomend for me to get as slim and lean as possible. ill do whatever.
