it's hard though.Once you get past 180 rpm my feet just start slipping, and the pedal's momentum just keep pulling me forward, resulting in jerking.

i do it, sprint for 2-3 mins, then walk for 5, then repeatthough i wouldnt recommend it, i just run at an average of 25.5, metric system though.

I do it all the time. You can't do it on a treadmill but an elliptical is ok. Track is best.Don't know how it works on yours but I do ~170rpm for natural pace and then do 30/60 sec sprints of >220rpmMy toes get bunched up from pedalling so hard though.
