Hey /fit/, I'm starting to go to the gym again, and I need approval on muscle sets per day, I was thinking:

-Biceps/Triceps
-Chest and Shoulders
-Legs and Back

I have enough time in my day to do enough workouts in both. What does /fit/ think?
