How much progress can I make without a bench or bar?
Starting from nothing, with numerous Kettlebells and a pretty good diet

Kettlebells actually make you weaker.

If you have kettle bells, you're all set. You'll just have to do different exercises, but basically, you can get to about the same level as guys with barbells.
