Good, HIIT should induce vomit.
When I sprint and lift weights, and I'm not suffering a cold sweat, chills, nausea and fatigue at the end - I ashamed that I didn't train hard enough.
That's life for me, and how do I not over train? I eat well, I sleep a lot, I supplement appropriately, and I stimulate my central nervous system to accommodate this kind of training.
