I started working out two months ago and am in of help. The pic here is related as its my progression as of two weeks ago. Are there any areas i need to work on more or focus on more? And if so, what routine would help me achieve it?
I'm trying to look good my my 19th birthday. I am 6'4 and weigh 175 lbs.

OP here. I take about 175 grams of protein a day. My trainer said to eat my weight in equivolent grams of protein.

Well, you seem to be an ectomorph so don't expect to EVER get buff. You could probably gain alot more definition, though. Try slow weight lifting and supporting and work it all out.

You need more back, lats, arms and shoulders. I was probably worse shape than you at 19 and I'm well over 200 lbs now (ripped), 5 years later, so it's not too late (I'm about the same height as you btw). Just stay focused and work out consistently.

Also make sure you start eating proper. 175 grams of protein is good, but don't be too afraid of carbs or fat either. I'd make sure to have at least 50 grams of dextrose (grape sugar) in my post-workout shake if I were you.
