This is my daily workout.
~3000m fast walk.
~2600m run.
~50 sit ups.
~50 push ups.
~100 squats.
~100 lunges.

My daily meals are usually.
Breakfast:
Toast

Lunch:
Sandwich

Less warming up and more running. Way more sit ups, and more push ups. Way more weight on squats and lunge and way less reps, unless you've only got small weights to work with. Try removing any dairy from your diet and replacing it with protein and whole grains. You probably just store weight most in your thighs and ass.

Calculate your calorie intake every day for a week or so and see how much you eat, you probably eat too much. You want to loose weight right, or did i misunderstand your post?

eat this salad for lunch instead. 500 calories and a nearly all of your vitamins and nutrients for the entire day. Remove Lima beans for much lower calories.
