Gonna try an experiment, /fit/. For the next twelve weeks, I am dropping squats from my routine. I don't have access to a rack any more, and I don't want to buy one at the moment. Hopefully trap bar and regular deadlifts do me right. I'm looking to get to about 375# in the DL by September.Anyone else do deads but not squats?

front squats are nice.
Deadlifts are fine, but can't do them as often as squats. Deads tax you much more than squats.
OP, can you just clean a moderate amount of weight to your shoulders and then perform front squats asstated above?no need for the rack, right?
