Alright, fine... if you want to cut down... up your cardio (Hiit) and stop overeating so much. Continue to eat good, large amounts of healthy foods, just not as much as before. The bf should start to drop, if not, eat a little less etc. until you achieve your desired fag pack + bicep look.
Seriosuly though... if you cut down from that, you'll look like a skinny little shit.
Shoulda squatted like a man and you'd look twice as good as you do now AND you'd have more muscle to show off.
