Saying "I don't work out because I don't want to get too muscular" is like saying "I don't want to work too many hours in case I get too rich".
You only become as muscular as you want to be. Nobody ever became too big by accident, like "OOPS SUDDENLY THESE MUSCLES LIKE BLEW UP" unless they're on steroids or some shit.
You already have an advantage in gaining muscle in that your body fat is low (as you increase in BF, the ratio of muscle to fat you add decreases), so just eat more calories, eat more protein, hit the weights hard and stop if when you look how you want.
