You're doinitwrong.
You should start going to the gym six times per week instead of four. Alternate between weight training and INTENSE cardio. On your weight training days, alternate between upper and lower body.
Here's how two weeks might work:
{ Upper Body, 20 min HIIT, Lower Body, 20 min HIIT, Upper Body, 20 min HIIT } Next Week: { Lower Body, 20 min HIIT, Upper Body, 20 min HIIT, Lower Body, 20 min HIIT }
Limit your weight training sessions to a maximum of one hour and have a protein shake afterwards. Limit your cardio to a max of 20 minutes super high intensity. You aren't doing yourself any favors by being at the gym doing low-intensity bullshit for two hours per day.
Of course, you won't listen to me, so enjoy being fat for the rest of your life.
