So, here's my sad story;I just came back from my 12 days of vacation. Half of those days was because i wanted to take time to recover my brain, the other 6 days was because i became depressed but not an hero.My focus used to be shit, but i could do as much squats as i wanted, i would not get headaches.While now i have much better focus but i am limited because during strenous effort massive headaches pop out all around the place. This forces me to have a much longer warm-up period.So i've been thinking, maybe there's a link between my recent onset of headaches while training, my neck incomfort when trying to sleep and my recent depression?How should i ask my doctor if i have a brain injury or something?
