i will relate a couple of truths to you.
1. you are a guy, you can't actually get periods. those are for women. you've met women before, your mother is one. perhaps you need to eat more fibre.
2. hiit is hard, it hurts and it will make you want to vomit, no matter how long you've been doing it. you cannont prevent this, it is half the point. you will learn to back it off a bit, and sometimes you will push it just to see how far you can go. you are not doing anything wrong. i have had 7 minute sessions which are the hardest things i've ever done in my life. welcome to it. what the fuck did you expect? if you give up because it is hard, you will never get anywhere in life you horrible fat otaku fuck.
