That's the truth. My old roommate and I did the exact same workout routine and had almost an identical diet for 9 months last year and he came out looking almost identical to that, and I came out looking good, but not at all like he did in the mid-section. It's just genetics....my arms were a lot bigger and my legs looked a ton better than his, but he got that perfect chest/abs that this person did.
