THEY ARE FOUND IN TRACE AMOUNTS IN FOOD, THE AMOUNT THAT YOU "TAKE" IS 100'S IF NOT 1000'S OF TIMES MORE THAN YOU WOULD NATURALLY GET, JUST BECAUSE IT CAN BE FOUND IN NATURE DOESN'T MAKE IT NATURAL TO TAKE 100'S to 1000'S OF YOUR NORMAL INTAKE.

So all creatine does, is tell your muscles hold onto that water, it's not the worse thing you could do. But if you're going to use it, be careful that you drink extra water. When water gets diverted from organs to muscles, for a long time anyhow, it can be damaging.

You could get the same amount of creatine if you ate a lot of red meat at each meal.

It's the same as taking a goddamn simple multi-vitamin every day.

It's pretty much impossbile to balance your meals perfectly everyday to get every kind of nutrient that you need.

If you are just starting then I would NOT recommend it. This depends on the person but I was able to gain muscle without supplements like creatine or NO for the first year.

After that i peaked and my lifts had maxed that's when i took creatine which helped me out. Only take it for about 4 weeks after that the effect starts to deminish

If you do end up using creatine, use creatine monohydrate. Avoid those expensive sugar-infused creatine pills.
