LIFT WEIGHTS GET MONEY Anonymous
Hullo, /fit/.

I've got a question that is going to sound really dumb, but here it goes:

How do you tell how much weight you're supposed to use when weight training?

Basically, I just got a gym membership and so I know nothing about exercising, but with the help of resources such as /fit/ I'm learning.

The weight training method I'm using is a modified "Starting Strength", and tonight I plan on doing:

3x5 Squat (barbell)
3x5 Bench Press (barbell)
1x5 Deadlift (barbell)
2x5-8 dips
