Just started my physical training regiment for the army now I got a question. What type of foods do you guys recomend I eat during these excercises? I'm on day three (weds) and after doing my set I'm hungry as fuck and light-headed and I'm SURE its lack of nutrition.

and if you're all curious on what I do, I recomend it even though I havn't been doing it long. It's rigorous, but I'm just out of shape.
