My parents are 5'2'' and 5'3'', and I was 4'11'' when I entered high school. I'm now a junior in college, and I'm 5'10''. Don't do too much weight lifting, as that can interfere with bone growth. Keep up the cardio, eat lots of protein. I also grew up with rice and noodles at home, so don't worry. Asians tend to grow pretty big when raised on an American diet, so you'll be fine.
