Hey /fit/! Quick question! My best friend told me that you must not work out during at least the day after the night you have drank (as in lots of alcohol). Something about the alcohol still circulating in your blood and ruining your muscles if you work out. Is this BS /fit/ quick I must work out so halp. kthanx

If you are an occasional drinker then it's fine but regular alcohol consumption can reduce recovery time, increase insulin levels so you become a fat ass over a long period. In short if you don't drink everyday then it's ok to workout after a night of drinking
