Is there any herbal shit I can take for anxiety? Anonymous
I heard Rhodiola Rosea is a good one. I'm already physically active, eat a balanced diet and take Green Tea extract, a multi-vitamin, and Omega-3. So far Ive seen positive results. I'm also looking for a caffeine free green tea extract that is just as effective as normal green tea is. Any help?

I take Rhodiola, I've noticed my memory retention has increased. I take GABA too.I still have anxiety but not as bad as without the supplements (Placebo? perhaps.)

I know Green Tea has stimulants. But I take it for it's positive health effects. I'm currently searching for caffeine-free Green Tea extracts. Found one. Will be getting it soon.

I will try Rhoida again. Last time I tried it I got super pissed for the few days I took it. Probably just life related anger, though.
