Would going vegan lower blood pressure? also, im not going vegan because i care about the animals, im just doing it to get healthier

also does eating soy lower testosterone?

Going vegan could possibly lower your cholesterol. Reducing your salt intake would be better for lowering your blood pressure, although the two- high cholesterol and high blood pressure- often go hand-in-hand.

The estrogen in soy is not the same as the estrogen that the human body produces (yes, men produce it too). As far as I'm aware, there haven't been any conclusive studies on the effect of soy on testosterone production. As with all things, eat it in moderation and you'll be fine.

if i eat soy 3 times a day, like 1 serving of soy milk and 2 soy burgers, each day is that not in moderation?
