lets say breakfast was oatmeal and fruit...eat the oatmeal and then two hours later each the fruit.
lunch is a sandwich and salad? Eat sandwich at 12 eat the salad at 2
also, dont wait until your starving. thats just as bad as giving in to every little craving. eat on schedule.
also, make sure you are eating enough. post your diet. you might need to add more bulk foods like more fiber, more nuts, more oatz and stuff
