What does /fit/ think of my diet.
-Special k with strawberries for breakfast
-Can of salmon with some lemon juice for lunch
-Special k with strawberries for supper
-Some yogurt here and there

It's not bad, but it sounds like it would get old fast if you were eating it everyday.

Add some fruit/vegetables. The freeze-dried stuff doesn't do.

Plus, everything you listed is ACID. Strawberry is one of the few fruits that are not alkaline (I think).

To be in good health your diet has got to have a healthy ratio of both acid and alkaline foods.

if you want to lose weight than i guess its okay, but i can imagine this diet is boring after a while, eat some sauerkraut, pickles, tomatoes, carrots and fruits for extra minerals, fiber and vitamins

apples and bananas are always good for a small energy boost
No fat, no protein, just carbs.
I use em like I used to eat chocolate.
Whenever I get the craving I eat an apple.

why not, but remember tomatoes, sauerkraut and pickles have almost no calories but they are good for you anyway and help your body to stay healthy in your diet

This is a retarded diet. I'm going to assume you're an average sized person (yeah right, fucking fatty anons). too much carbs, not enough protein, eating salmon that frequently can give you mercury poisoning. You need WAY more vegetables.
