Also, Once every few weeks, do a more intense bike ride, Ride up a mountain, Go further than usual, Go faster than usual ect.
Forget about a weightloss target, cos if you set one, you may stop trying when you reach it, and put weight back on.
Make sure you get your protien too, BARE MINIMUM 1gram per pound of body weight, But keeping your calories low (No higher than 2500, average 2000).
