There is a horse track outside my house that was marked out hastily for a festival and is now unused. It is one mile long.My job just finished and I have nothing to do until college starts again. Would it be a good idea to run a mile 5-6 times a day (I have the time), or would it be better to do one long running session daily.i'm not overweight, but I wouldn't mind losing some fat. Mostly, I want to be fit
buy a horse it will save you some time

Don't listen to these guys, OP. What you should do is load up a donkey and walk beside it.
What about running with a bag of coal? Is this a good way to burn fat?
>>236571Sure, why not... but why coal? Also I'd say one long run was better than 5-6 smaller ones, especially if fat burning is your goal. Although the long run would cause more muscle loss than run, recover, repeat.
Well, I heard that having 5-6 small meals a day spaced out was good for losing fat, so I imagined that spacing exercise out in a similar way would make sense
