Lay on your back. Pull your legs up so your lower legs are straight up and down. Lift your hips so they're in line with your knees. Raise one foot straight out so it is still in line with the rest of you. Hold. Lower it, then repeat with the other foot. Go back to the other foot and then move it at a 45 degree angle to your body. Hold. Rinse, repeat.
Get a medicine ball and hold it behind your head while laying on your back, as far out as you can get it. Raise your legs and kick out long over and over again, one leg at a time.
Planks and ball/leg lifted pushups. Lots of situps.
