Going to Heavyweight the right way Anonymous
Dear /fit/,
I currentley weigh around 155 pounds and have been so far just doing basic weight training to build muscle (Benchpress, curls, etc...). I have decided, however, to give martial arts a try and in order to begin preparing myself for it I woudl like you know your input on a workout regimen that could build muscle, but with added endurance training and exercises that wont necessairly limit my range of motion quite as much as conventional bodybuilding would. I'm not really too knowledgeable on fighting-based exercise regimens, so I would really appreciate it if someone knew the rigth direction to start out, that would still send me from 155 to 160-70 at least. Thanks.
