Hey /fit/, Ive recently been trying to get a good Exercise regime going but so far its just been a mess of things that i did whenever ive had the time to the chance. Im living in a pretty small apartment so i dont have room for any machines and stuff and i cant get a gym membership (low income) although there is a small free "gym" close to where i live with bikes, some dumbells and basic equipment. The goal of this regime is to lose excess fat off my body (im currently 6", 186.lbs) and to build some moderate muscle strength. Im not extremely out of shape but im pretty out of shape.Suggestions for regimes?
