hey /fit/ I have question.Ever since I was a kid I always had a problem with my left calf/shin area tightening up when ever I played baseball/ worked out.Im getting back into a full cardio/weight training routine after a bit of a layoff and this problem has come back again and no matter what I do to stretch it out I cant fix itany good ways to ensure my left calf doesnt tighten up on me during cardio?pic always related- tits/motivation
