Hey /fit/,
i've been thinking about doing something to improve my condition and perhaps burn the last bit of fat that i've got(i'm kinda skinny).
I've got some of these bycicle trainers at home, since my parents got one for them, but i also considered ropeskipping.
So its bycicle vs ropeskipping (since i don't wanna go out running).
What are the pros/contras ?
Which one is less timeconsuming?
And..how long am i supposed to do the trainings(are 15min enough?)

skiprope is more tiring... probably not good for your ankle/joints though

15 mins on a bike is not enough to do anything, i'd go at least half an hour
