Hey /fit/, skinnyfag here.18, 5'7", 120lbs. I haven't seen any other anon ask for some advice in this realm of things, but how do I stay really-fucking-skinny? I have no intentions of ever becoming muscular and I damn sure don't want to be overweight but I'm worried I'm not thinking long-term enough to maintain things with my diet.Suggestions on meals or any other such thing?Also pic unrelated, that's going too far.
Eat less. There isn't any type of food that will give you the energy and sustenance you require while not contributing to your weight.
