Ok, im 6'3" 160lbs and have a high metabolism. I've been exercising for about two months now and have yet to see any real muscle gain. My workout consists of two sets of 50 push-ups, two sets of 20 pull-ups, and 3 sets of 10 curls (40lbs). I started off @ 160lbs and i'm still @ 160lbs. Shouldn't i have gaing some muscle mass and weight by now?

MORE CURLS

LESS WEIGHT AND MORE REPS

AND AVOID EATING PROTEIN AT ALL COSTS

are you serious?

high reps and low weight is only good for muscle endurance. you want higher weight, less reps, and eat.

Not really.. Your workout fails pretty miserably, and you'll need to compound a better workout with probably a different diet than your current...Meh I'm too tired to be anymore constructive.

It know this isn't, by any means, a hardcore workout but i should've had some weight gain by now, right? I don't take any suppliments, but i do eat alot meat and fish. I eat more than my father does and he weighs 220 :\

No weight gain from that workout. Google 'starting strength,' follow the instructions therein. It describes a whole body workout based on compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, bench presses, power cleans, etc) that will get you big and strong.

Curls are worthless for anyone besides experienced bodybuilders who are trying to get the size of their arms to catch up with an already-large body.
