I have a problem /fit/

Latly, nothing works my biceps, i do whatever is in my workout for arms, and I just dont feel like I use to. Could it be I work my arms to much? and that they are just extremly dead?

That's possible. You arms generally recover faster than larger muscle groups like your pecs and butt so you can do them every 3-4 days, even with heavy lifting.

They key to good biceps is a good back routine. Pull ups, rows, and almost any pulling motion will employ the biceps (some exercises more than others) The same is true of your triceps and chest exercises. While isolation is good, compound movements with your arms are even better.

Turn it up a notch on your back and chest routines, then include a few isolation lifts for your arms. Variety is the key.

Thanks man, that might be it, cause my back is week as fuck, only work it 1-2 times a week, cause after I work it, it hurts for 2 days straight.

God, I miss the days when any amount of pull-ups or rows would destroy my back.

Now I gotta row like a god damn Viking to get any amount of soreness.

Also, your body weight is generally tied to your arm circumference. Those guys with the 18"+ biceps are well over 250 lbs. Definition > absolute size.

Agreed.
