Hello /fit/, I'm your basic computer nerd with no muscle at all, I'm a real skinny dude as well but I don't wanna go to the gym so I was wondering are there any good exercises you can do at home that don't require any equipment that will get me that 6pack and also some decent biceps?

For the record, do you want to get big, or just tone up? I ask because some of these exercises can make you huge if you aren't careful.

ITT trolls and trolls trolling trolls.

if you say 6pack + biceps it's too obvious.

Obviously not because otherwise I wouldn't have asked in the first place and I didn't say that I'm lazy, I just don't wanna go to the gym

Okay, firs things first, you gotta start eating lots. Lot's of protein filled foods especially. Whey protein suppliments are really good, but not a neccesity! Nutrition>training when it comed to mostly everything fitness wise. You also need some dumbells.

Now google "compound excercises". Compounds are better for overall size since they work out more than one muscle group at once, like bench presses, which utilize the pectorals and triceps as the moves, and shoulders as stabilizers. The opposite to this is "isolation exercises", such as a bicep curl which only use the biceps as movers. There is nothing wrong with doing isolation, but it's important to do more compounds since isolations won't get you very strong.

A lot of people here will suggest the stronglifts 5x5 method, which is really good, but youll need barbells, dumbells, a squat rack, a lot of weights, and a bunch of other stuff, so maybe that won't be for you.

tl;dr Eat lots + lifting heavy -> bigger + stronger.
