I wouldn't recommend it though. Having only fruits and veg is not very different from starving yourself. Unbalanced Diets, any of them, will lead to a crash.
You have to think more along the lines of "Hmm, How can I eat regularly while staying in shape?" The problem may just be as simple as having a bit more vegetables, having a bit more activity in your life like exercise or just simply walking sometimes instead of using the car, and my personal fav, shop regularly and don't stock a lot of food.
Also, If you're binging out of habit, you might have other problems. Either you're addicted to food or you're using food as a substitute for something else.
