i have a bad ankle, but i'm looking into losing 10-20 lbs. So, i think i'm gonna enroll in a summer Stationary Cycling class.

Good idea? Is spinning effective? Thanks guize.

In any kind of work out, working with your peers and an instructor makes you want to work harder. You look over at some woman, and say "i can do better than that bitch" and go faster and harder.

The instructor pushes you, not letting you get lazy, keeping your mind in the zone.

also, as with many exercises, without proper form you will probably end up hurting yourself and fuck up any gains you might get from whatever workout youre doing
