2 quick questions:

-Are you supposed to take whey protein supplements on days you don't workout?

-I split my whole body workout in 3, and workout on tuesday, wed, thur, fri and sometimes saturday. Is that bad? Is it really important to wait 48 hours between each workout session?

You only need to wait 2 days for the same body part curlz one day and squatz the next is ok. Curlz one day and then curlz the next is somewhat unproductive.
