A little bulgur dish that I made up on the fly. 1 cup of uncooked bulgur, mixed with a sauce made of teriyaki, peanut butter, a little bit of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and white pepper. microwaved and then stirred right in. tasted kinda like an asian porridge.

400~ calories per cup and a half, I had a cup and a half at about 11 and a cup and a half at about 2. great shit, not filling at all for some reason.

1 - its easy to make (boil water add oatmeal, rear it every now and then for 5 minutes, set the clinche(sp?) on top, wait 2 minutes) takes 10 minutes max. add bananas, apples, w/e u like. i am fine with eating it plain its nice.
