I've been doing strength training for a while now, and i'm mainly trying to build muscle. I'm in the "bulking" phase right now, trying to do so, but my arms are so fucking skinny. Is gaining muscle mass just a really slow, difficult process? any tips?

How long is a while? Cause it takes a long time. And a long time happens to be a tad bit longer than a while. Vague huh? But don't worry just stay the course as a certain president once said, you'll get there eventually.

damn you guys are right i do need to eat more. Although I did at one point look like someone straight out of a concentration camp. My arms are pretty weak too though, can't even do 1 proper pullup/chinup. i'm 6'1" and weigh 185ish

Ya, don't fret it. Look for improvements but don't expect 10 pounds a week. Just read>>322640and do all you can.
