A) You aren't eating enough calories by a long shot. This is going to result in starvation based weight loss which will likely cause disgusting deflated balloon skin.
B) You are eating SHIT processed foods like instant oatmeal, cookies and couscous (on par with instant white rice in my book) for a large amount of what little calories you're taking in.
I know you say the cookies were a lapse in judgement, and that's fine if you eat one or two every now and then, but don't be eating crap like instant oatmeal for breakfast every day unless it's sugar free.
Add: More seafood, not just canned tuna (seriously, when will you people learn how vast the seafood world is and it's ALL healthy as shit provided it isn't breaded and fried), green and orange vegetables, low GI fruits (basically no bananas or apples), small portions of nuts (I suggest pecans), a high fiber cereal that is low in sugar, low calorie whole wheat bread, small portions of beans (NOT shitty canned baked beans...PLEASE do not think these are a healthy source of legumes), sweet potatoes or butternut squash as a replacement for white potatoes, chick peas (if you have a food processor, throw in chick peas with a bunch of vegetables and turn it into a mash and then form a patty and bake it for about 15 minutes for a deliciously simple veggie burger), multivitamins and a calcium supplement, and throw in five hours of cardio per week (I don't care HOW you get it, brisk walking, jogging, HIIT, swimming, cycling, soft ball, whatever, just DO it).
Also, if your parents bring the groceries into the house, start going with them and picking out what you need, but I'm assuming you're old enough to shop for yourself. Hope this is helpful, and stop starving yourself with the sub-1000 calorie per day shit.
