Help me /fit Compassion
Hey guys, I don't know what the hell happened but I'm gaining weight. I'm 6'3 and started out wieghing 378lb, I am now down to 292lb. I've platued though. Figrueing it was my diet I decided to just eat normally for 3 months and I haven't really gained wieght but I haven't lost. I'm thinking of going back on my diet of smaller portions and spread out throughout the day but I was wondering whats the fastest/safest way to lose wieght. I dream to only wiegh 142lb some day I know that like paperstick but ehh.

Well, from what you've said you've only been dieting, and not exercising. You need to diet & exercise, but it may be a little hard on your joints so I suggest you start with some walking to begin with.

Your dream will come true, you just need to stay focused.

Exercise should give you the results and it's also the safest, however you can experiment with meds.

I realize that 142 is kinda on the low for somone my height on the BMI calc I used it says it is right next to underweight. Anyways how much should I walk....in terms of distance. Also should I walk everyday or should I walk every other or every three days? Bar in mind I don't really want to build muscle just lose wieght.
