they are definitley not all muscle

lose some fat, your legs will get skinnier, however you cannot jsut loose fat in one place...you have to loose fat all over

Maybe you have too much estrogen in your diet? This causes fat to be stored in your legs as opposed to your upper body. Someone back this with a source because I'm too lazy.

I also have fat thighs BTW. If I do squats and other leg workouts, my ass and legs get giant.

What I'm doing right now to combat this is to avoid soy entirely and alternate between 30 sec sprints and 1 min walks in the morning before eating.
