pizza is fine occasionally as long as you don't pig out. limit yourself to a couple of slices, and skip the soda.

I was thinking maybe one of the smaller sizes

7 inches I think.
Or even the personal ones which are tinier still, but I think im good enough with my dieting to not limit myself to that little.

Pizza gets a bad rap, it is not all that unhealthy. Granted, eating greasy pizza all the time wont win you a fitness competition, but its bread, tomato, cheese, vegetables, meat.

All good things, in moderation. Just avoid stuffed crusts and meatlovers and shit like that. But 2-3 slices as a 'cheat' meal is not bad at all.

There's a healthy pizza joint near me that serves pizza that is almost completely oil-free, they go really light on cheese.

This should put it into perspective.

Which of these can I afford to pig out on?
I'm so fucking hungry today like you wouldn't believe.

Don't eat all of it at once

Sodium and salt, lol wut?

According to that graph the average person should eat 600 grams (or 8 large slices) of pizza per day.

uh how many calories a day are you aiming for?

I'm shooting for about 4000 a day right now, so I'd probably have like 5 slices of large
