Does mixing whey protein with milk instead of water ruin my diet if I'm trying to cut back on fat? I usually drink 2 a day. (I'm using skim, but there 15g of sugar in each serving) I don't have a problem switching to water, but is 15g a big deal?

Is there any other milk alternatives besides skim? (Maybe one with less sugar, if that exists?)

And when I say cut back on fat, I mean I want to lose fat. Obviously skim milk has no fat in it.

why not just use water?

I don't know. I guess it curbs my cravings a bit better than water does. But I don't mind the taste of either. I can switch over if its a big deal.

count the calories from the milk and it's fine
