ITT: Post workout meals, and why.

Pic related. I like to eat light after a run, since I've already nearly shat myself.

After I work out I stuff my face with fish and crackers, then some pasta with meat and cheese and milk to wash it down. I got it portioned out so I get about 70g protein and I eat all of this within 20 minutes of my last set. The downfall of this is (obviously) a huge amount of fat and the vomitting that commences several minutes later - if you've got a fast metabolism, there's nothing to worry about though.

Fish. Rye bread. Non-sweetened juice (blackcurrant, right now).

More of a regret diet really. But it's tasty, doesn't leave any bases uncovered that you couldn't fix with breakfast etc, and leaves the stomach full. (I've found rye bread and juice works well too if you like to get high. Iykwim.)

I don't work out very hard because I'm just trying to tone and stay in shape, not lose weight. After working out in my room I usually have some veggies with dip, water, and something yummy like cheese or crispy stuff.

A shake with water and powder: 75 g carbs, 25 g proteins and 5 g creatine monohydrate. I start drinking this before my last couple of sets, and finish it a couple of minutes after I'm done working out. Then when i get home I eat 3-4 slices of bread with meat

I do my workouts in the morning, directly between my first and second meal (I eat 5 small meals a day). My second meal consists of some nuts, a bagel and water, sometimes a yogurt or an apple too. I eat again in two hours.

The killer is the rice. Asianfuel my ass. It's loaded with carbs that don't need to be in your body. Stop the rice and I guarantee 10 pounds will leave in like 2 weeks.
