hey /fit/ today i went to the gym, did 4 sets of squat and legs workout. I felt so tired after that i want to keep doing other stuff but i cant like i have no energy. Do you guys use any energy drinks before workout?

The greatest feeling you can get in a gym or the most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is the pump. Let's say you train your biceps, blood is rushing in to your muscles and that's what we call the pump. Your muscles get a really tight feeling like your skin is going to explode any minute and its really tight and its like someone is blowing air into your muscle and it just blows up and it feels different, it feels fantastic. It's as satisfying to me as cumming is, you know, as in having sex with a woman and cumming. So can you believe how much I am in heaven? I am like getting the feeling of cumming in the gym, I'm getting the feeling of cumming at home, I'm getting the feeling of cumming backstage, when I pump up, when I pose out in front of 5,000 people I get the same feeling; so I am cumming day and night. Its terrific, right? So I am in heaven.

i dont drink coffee or anything with caffeine.
Usually i can only do 2 body groups a session at the gym for like 1 hour at the gym. I want to be able to do more though.

i usually just drink water but when i do the the gym, but i usually just do carido.I saw those redline bottles at the door though never tried it

I have been drinking a full redline xtreme before each workout for a couple months now. It really helps me push myself harder. I just feel better. The only thing I noticed is that it causes me to use the bathroom more often for the first like hour or so after I take it (I read somewhere that it is a diuretic)

anything with caffine in it is a diauretic. this is because caffine is a diuretic.

and if you want to get more energy for your workout eat some healthy carbs that you can burn off in your workout so you arent to tired, or drink something with vitamin c like orange juice. Thats what i do for my workouts, and my squat day has 7 sets of squats and i usually feel fine after it.

I normally drink 80 grams of dextrose before workout, then another 80 as im working out. If you do this you'll NEVER feel like that again.
