So, I have my little work out routine going. Running 4-5 miles per day, 2-3 miles a a time. Doing squats mon/wends/friday along with situps and crunches and on tues thurs sat I do upper body stuff.

So, how much will creatine help me?

ethyl ester is no better than monohydrate. people rave about it because apparantly you dont bloat on it. Thats bullshit, creatine by nature makes you absorb water. The reason people believe this is because the dose for ethyl ester is usually half of monohydrate. If you take the same amount of ethyl ester and monohydrate you wont notice a difference
