hey /fit/
I was wondering about muscle soreness, and general cramps around such areas
ever since I moved here in this dorm room for college, I've been having a good bit of stiffness/soreness around my shoulders. I don't know if it's because I've been sleeping too much (some days I sleep for up to 12 hours...) or if the mattress is just shitty, or if these two problems go hand in hand.
Any feedback is appreciated, thanks!

shitty mattress, stress from school. stretch those muscles as much as you can, try to not get too stressed, and get a mattress pad (cover for the mattress that has some extra padding to make it softer).

Er sorry, it was a bad joke really.

But yeah I actually used to have the same problem. Basically just stretch A LOT (wrapping your are around your back and using your other hand to push it up usually works well). It most likely has less to do with your shoulders and more to do with your spinal column.
