sup /fit/Im 6'1, and 170 poundsIv got a large frame and am not overly fat but I have a small case of man boobs and back fat/love handles. Its just from not doing any real exercise for a couple years since I stopped playing rugby.So I was wandering, if I do say 50 press ups and 50 sit ups and some cross crunches and that every morning, will it get rid of my man boobs and back fat, or will I have to go for runs as well?
