I wouldn't do two days of heavy lifting in a row. By heavy lifting I mean you're doing singles/doubles/triples at close to your 1 rep maximum the entire time you're there.
If you're doing less advanced stuff like 10 reps, low sets you ought to be okay.
If I were you I'd make my week like this: Akido, Lift, Off, Akido, Lift, Off, Akido
