I think i have some odd form of athlete's foot. I think i got it at a school/camp about 4 years ago as a teenager, and now it drives me up the wall every day. I apply tinactin when i get up and before i go to bed and change my socks every day, and have started putting baby powder in my shoes to dry them out.

The real kicker is, none of my family has gotten it from me, and we've shared the same shower this entire time. Also, it doesnt really affect my toes so much as the flat and heel of my foot. Cremes only give temporary relief.

YES i know to use them every day for a few weeks, i've been doing this for a month or so after getting serious about fixing this shit, still not much for relief.
