sup, /fit/,do you have any experience of Melatonin?
I have that kind. Got it from Costco. If I really want to fall asleep I take it an hour or two before my preferred bedtime and then I feel really tired. I get up at the right time and feel quite refreshed.Of course, you could follow the directions as well ;)
>>100231yah, just wondering if it worked or not.
>>100232Oh it works, trust me. It's the actual sleep hormone. I haven't used it in ages though.Btw, don't get dependent on it because you might become an insomniac.
>>100235i've been an insomniac all wintersucks bad, messed up my schoolwork
>>100240school year
>>100240Then it should help. If not, go see a doctor. I assume you're going to university... is there a health clinic on-campus?
helps you sleepthats about it
>>100247i talked to a doctor, he gave me imovane. it didnt work.doctor prescribed melatonin where i live costs about $2 a tablet. i ordered it online and got 300tablets for about $8.and yes, i got to university
>>100254Sounds good, go with the melatonin. I try convincing my mom to try it cuz she has trouble sleeping.
I get melatonin free from the NHS.
Here's a tip: Don't tamper with your hormones and use self-discipline to find sleep.
>>100272>and use self-discipline to find sleepif only it was that easy..after 7 months of insomnia i think ill try melatonin
