Like the guy above said, no. In "fat burning mode," your heartrate is supposed to be at about 130 to 140 BPM. In this range, you burn more calories from fat than energy as you would say, if your heartrate was 160. The latter might be termed endurance level. However, at this higher level, you're basically doing more work and will, in fact, burn more calories from fat even though the ratio of calories burned from fat vs from energy is less. So take your pick.
