i have no spotter and thus i am having trouble upping my dumbbell weights on press, inclined press, and overhead press.

will i lose all benefits of dumbbells by using machine in pic?

or should i just suck it up and take a dumbbell to the face?

They're just dumbbells. If you can't get the last rep up, drop em. If you can't get the first rep up, use lower weight.

i havent had a spotter for 6 months. Im doing better than ever, when i cant lift the barbell in benchpress, i just roll it over my gut and lift it down.

things arent that bad after the first time you experience it.
