On the odd occasion when you treat yourself to high fat, low health foods... What do you get?

OP here and wow.
It's hardly been a month since I've changed my dietary and physical habits and I'm amazed at how I can't finish one small italian poutine and a 10" inch smoke meat pizza.

A month ago I could put away half of a jumbo pizza, most of a big poutine and half a litre of coke.

Now I finished the poutine because it wouldn't preserve well and I got 3 and a half pieces of a 4 piece pizza left.

Sort of makes me proud somehow.

Oh God, I had my cheat meal yesterday. I went to Jack in the Box and got a double patty bacon burger with a huge coke and curly fries, then went and made some chocolate pudding for desert.

I used to get McD's double cheeseburgers all the time - and like you have cut out fast foods for the past month and soda and made a few other changes.

A few days ago it was unavoidable that I buy McDs, and I was surprised how crappy it tasted. At first tI thought it was just mental, that I didn't feel the meager taste warranted the calorie intake/next day calorie burn workout..

But I don't think that was it. I think that fasting from crap food and trying to take in non-processed foods will turn you from the taste of the bad shyte.

I was ticked off, since I rationalized the McD's purchase as my cheat meal. Next time I'll hit a prime rib gourmet buffet or something...

usually go to wings n things (San diego) and get 5 strips and extra veggies and ranch. So yum. Sometimes go to la salsa and get a grande steak burrito. Or indian food lamb rogen josh or chicken biryani. Or I go get Persian food, chelo kebab barg ftw.

Ever had a Shawarma?
It's a Lebanese pita wrap, usually lamb and beef, beats, lettuce, red onion, tomato and hummus.

Or the Shish Taouk which is basically the same except with chicken and garlic sauce instead.

The meats are on one of those vertical spits and they get roasted all day.

I'm sure they are high in fat but they are fucking delicious.

The last time I had a cheat day I went to my college cafeteria where you can have all you can eat. tired all the different sodas and juices, the only one that tasted good was root beer. Then I tried hamburgers, hot dogs and pizza, not only can I not finish anything but made fart all the fucking time for the past two days.

In the end I just made a root beer float and went back to regular routine. Next I go on a cheat day I'm making my own shit.
