/fit/ i have a question. i need to lose 30-35 lbs but i can run because i have screws in my right leg and i cant bike because people drive like dubmasses where i live. what can i do?

well considering there are no bike lanes or sidewalks near me and most of the people around her go about 10 over the speed limit. i see it as more of a reason than an excuse, i really dont think being hit by a car would help. if you think im joking about the people driving, come down here to texas and see for your self.

Swimming would be good on your leg. Depending on how active you are walking could help you lose weight.
What kind of things messes with yoru leg?

do be honest my leg hurts from the moment i wake up to when i go to sleep, just on some days it hurts more. any kind of hard impact like running kills me..i get about 30 steps and have to stop...i have had this injury for a few years now and my cardio REALLY sucks...i can put up with the pain for the most part i just gas out really fast. anything i can do to work my cardio back up.

You don't need to get all crazy to lose weight. Are you trying to drop it fast? With your limitations you might consider starting to walk, then increasing the length of your walks or time. I guarantee you if you walk a few miles every night you will see a difference. also - doing simple floor exercise such as situps are an option as well. Put on your favorite music LOUD and rock while you do it. Good luck!
