Question for /fit/:I'm really getting bored of cardio and HIIT. I don't need to lose weight, I just want to reduce bf% and gain muscle.Can I cut it out of routine completely?
If you modify your diet accordingly.Anyway, there are so many ways to do 'cardio' how can you get bored?Running, rowing, cross-training, skipping, boxing, even aerobics
