Today, I woke up around 5pm. Right now, where I am, it is currently 4:50am. Its 49 degrees Fahrenheit and its been raining on and of all day. The streets are currently wet.

I want to run but I don't know if I have the energy. I have the enthusiasm though. Also, I'll be running in my chucks since I can't find my addidas. How bad of an idea is that?

Should I stay and possibly procrastinate until a much later date or should I go balls first and see if I can do it?

I read a thread here that said not eating before running will cause your fat stores to be used instead of the food in your belly. Is this true? Is it a good idea?
