hey /fit/,

I'm fairly skinny but I have gynecomastia. Mine is similar to the "after" shot here. My BF% has been estimated at about 11-12%. Were I to lose another 4% (about 5lbs) of fat would this reduce it to the point where it is unnoticeable when I take my shirt off? I've got the lumps, would they just jut out and make it look worse, or blend into my pecs?

lower bodyfat would make it more noticable?

I thought so, that's why I was hesitant to lose fat/gain muscle, but so far it's becoming less noticeable.

contrary to popular belief, breasts are kind of almost all fat. we like to think different i guess.

anyway, if you dry yourself up on fat(womens aren't as able, since they are genetically programmed to save under-skin fat everywhere). it should be less noticable.

Since when did fat guys start blaming their tits on a disease?

If it was just fat I could understand your objections. I'm not talking about fat, there is barely any fat on my chest. What there is is two hard lumps of benign growth that jut out and distort my nipples. Being fat during puberty may have caused it, I suspect it fucked up my hormones completely, but being fat is not the problem now. I'm probably in better shape than you, but I'll never look it with this.

do the sensible thing and get tit surgery?

you should lose your wreight and see if it gets better. if not, then you're free to let yourself go back to 12%

get 5% bodyfat and see if you still have tits, if so get surgery.
