Hey /fit/, sitting in bed with a cold today, fourth one in about 8 months. I don't consider myself too unhealthy, I'm overweight but not obease. I don't eat many weird foods, i bathe daily. But I seem to always get sick without fail at the beginning of the year, and halfway into Summer. It's been like this for about 5 years now and it's gotten to the point where sometimes I get so sick I can't leave the bed for days.

What should I be doing to avoid getting sick so often? I'm ready for anything that I can afford.

Do you smoke? That will kill your immune system

No, I don't smoke and I hardly ever drink, only a few times a year for celebrations, I don't even get into drugs.

I could be more active, I only walk about two or three miles a day, and I don't work out or play sports often. So that's my problem? I need to increase it?

Build up your immune system.
Next time your sick don't take tylenols at the drop of a dime, tough it out. Your body will adapt to the conditions and you will become stronger because of it.
