Ok /fit/, this is my first time using you. I have a track meet tomorrow but the thing is, my left leg is in pain and I tried doing a 2 mile recreational run but my left leg just kept acting up. I stretched out and applied ice yesterday but the leg is still fucked. Is there anything I can do so I won't be absolute fail tomorrow?

Aspirin and a good night's rest.
Use a sports cream with methyl salicylate. And use as much as you want, the dosage suggestions on those labels are shit. I would use about 2 full tubes before tomorrow's meet.
