Dear mis/fit/s,
A month ago, I installed a chin-up bar and started spending about half an hour on it spread out over the day. Back then I could do 2. I just did 19 chin-ups in a row. Feels fucking awesome.
Is 19 chin-ups a good indicator of physical strength?

That you are doing more than you could before is a good indicator of increased strength

Yes, being able to do one exercise many times is an excellent way to test physical strength

I installed a bar in my room like 1 month ago also but I havent really been using it because I got a gym memerbership and I just go to the gym and do Stronglifts 5x5 every other day. I used to do like 2 but I just tried again right now and I can do 9 max.

I want to increase in this also OP, how'd you do it?
I was thinking about everytime I pass by it I do 2 pullps or chin ups.
