Ho ho, I do this many times every day.
I switch between feeling fat, and feeling great, regardless of what or when I ate (although usually feel fat after eating crap).
It is a problem, I guess, in that it makes you temporarily unhappy. The only thing you need to do is make sure you don't then go nuts on comfort foods to make yourself feel better, or do the "it's too late to stop" and just keep eating.
