Ok /fit/, I started running today, and surprisingly, it felt -great-. I guess the cool down part of it made me feel excellent afterwards. Now, to reiterate, I'm 5'9", 260lbs.

I want to add to my exercise. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I run. I want to add some upper body exercises on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. I know I'm gonna do push-ups, and crunches, but what other good exercises are there? I have a couple bucks I can buy some dumbbells with, but I don't have money or space for a bench.

Okay, so right now every other day is 3x25 Pushups, 3x25 crunches, and 3x25 Weightless Squats. Is this good then?

Get some dumbbells and do dumbbell presses instead of pushups, weighted crunches instead of crunches and weighted squats instead of squats.
Reduce the number of reps to 5-10 and increase the number of sets to 5.
And look up some other exercises for dumbbells, like shoulder shrugs, bent over rows, shoulder flys, deadlifts etc.
Improve your abs workout with bicycle crunches, reverse crunches and lying leg thrusts.
Don't work out everday, give your muscles at least a day rest.

But working out is only half of it. I hope your diet is good too. 2000 calories a day, no refined sugar, lots of meat and little fat.

Well, I don't have too much choice as I still live at home. I don't have a job at the moment because I just got laid off, so no money either. I'm trying to eat about 2000 a day, but I'm not doing the best yet. I am going from 3500 a day, so I am making progress.

I'll start doing all of those dumbbell routines. Any suggestions on what weight I should buy?

And finally, yeah, I'm giving my body a break. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I run, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I do upper body, and on Sunday I rest.
