Hey /fit, Ive been working out extensively for about 2 years now. I started at about 120 pounds and worked my way up slowly to 155 pounds. Ive become very well defined and muscular. I'm looking for solid advice on how to gain weight. I have been stuck at 155 for months and cant gain a single ounce. Weightgainers do nothing for me, ive gone through tubs and tubs of them and still havent gained weight. As an endomorph is there anyway to get my chest bigger and more full? My chest is very defined but not full and pronounced as i would like it to be.

Currently im using an 8 week program. weeks 1-4 use heavy compound lifts using rest pause and drop set techniques. Weeks 5-8 consist of single limb exercise done using pre exhaust and supersets.
weeks 1-4 rep range is between 6-8, using heavy weight, and a 2 min rest. Weeks 5-8 use a rep range between 12-20 and involves two exercises done right after one and other with no rest.
I have been getting great gains from this workout. My delts look ALOT more defined, and my back seems fuller. Instead of using regular old squats, this workout involves doing alot of front and hack squats.
