fit i'm sick of all the shitty food around my house so i need to start buying my own food. what does your grocery list look like and how much does it cost you (on average)

well generally i buy turkey pastrami, turkey cold cuts, bread, mustard. frosted mini wheats, eggs , milk, some apples, zuchini, and onions.

or at least thats what i bought yesterday. should get me through the week. cost about 35 bucks

economy noodles, economy bread, economy lamb, milk eggs, onions, fruit. usually lasts me about a week, costs about £7.50. I'm such a poor student

Organic carrots, cottage cheese, eggs (occasionally), slices of ham and filet, cheap oat meal, tea, crisp bread, cucumber, tomatoes (if they're in season), coke zero.

It's not as expensive as you'd think, but it's a matter of calculating in your head and comparing prices to make sure you're getting the best value for money. :3

I just try to cover the four food groups (I'm an 80s baby). Meat (usually $15-$20), fruits ($10) & veggies ($15), dairy ($5), and bread & grains ($7). I also throw in a bit for a cheat meal here & there ($7). Normally, cheat food is really cheap junk, but mine is usually 7 cuz I'm buying them damn Red Baron Mexican Supremes.
