/fit/ I'm not just an Ectomorph, I'm an ULTRA Ectomorph.

I'm 6'7" and have been a tall lank my entire life. I have tried eating right while going to the gym 6 months at a time in the past, and apart from some mild toning... NOTHING.

It got to the stage where I would have been happy to put on a bunch of Fat... FAT! That is how desperate I am.

For the last 5 years My diet has consisted of variations of the following meal plan EVERYDAY...

Breakfast - Mcdonalds (4 bacon+egg muffins, 4 hashbrowns and 2 sets of hotcakes)

Lunch - 2 double quarter-pounders, large fries and large drink, 12 Mcnuggets. After a couple of hours I would woof down that quantity in KFC as well, most of the time.

Dinner - Large family sized meatlovers pizza, a Full chocolate cake for desert and 2 liters of Soda.

Midnight Snack before bed - Midnight run to McDonalds for another truckload into my mouth.

first of all, you're trolling. that is not your meal plan. you have never eaten what you just described. ever. but because in real life you're a skinny fuck speaking in hyperbole, i will give you real advice.

eat three full, healthy meals every single day. don't just eat until you're full, eat until putting another bite of food in your mouth induces your gag reflex.

on top of that eating, drink a gallon of whole milk every single day. don't skip meals and drink the milk instead, drink the milk IN ADDITION to the eating. a gallon of whole milk is 2400 calories. every single day. no exceptions.

if you do this every day, you will gain weight. no exceptions. if you don't gain weight, it's because your a faggot and you can't follow basic instructions.

aaannnd LIFT? I hate gyms now even though i used to go, but I'm willing to buy a home set. Are dumbbells efficient on there own to work out my entire body?

Ok, so here is my NEW plan based on what you people have told me...

1. Eat good healthy food like fruit, chicken and eggs all day until I just about throw up.

2. Drink a gallon of milk a day no exceptions.

3. Weight train with a bar bell/No go to the gym!

And this will finally put me on the road to bulk and muscle right? I'm for real... i will do this for over 6 months to test it if you guys mean it.

OP, in some cases genetics can lead to the fat packing more around your viscera and less in subcutaneous fat around your waist/hips. In these cases anthropometric measurements also won't give a good clue about your real fat% plus visceral fat is precisely that dangerous thing abdominal type obesity so I'd be very careful, because while it's true that some people have a genetic tendency to "waste" a lot of the energy they eat, your diet still sounds very extreme even with your height.

Also you might want to get your glucose tolerance checked just to be safe, type II diabetes could explain your hunger and your inability to put on some muscle if you exercise properly. No, it's not always fat people and skinny people can have hidden fat.

1. Eat things with lots of protein, etc. You may not be gaining weight because MacDonald's food tends to have almost no protein/vitamins/etc.

2. DO IT. Full Cream obviously.

3. Weight train, less cardio.
