hai gays

so let's cut to the chase, i'm 197cm and weight 85 kilos. Normal or maybe even slightly underweight, if not for the fact tham i'm skinny as hell, so i have a big belly and big thighs. it looks terrible.

so /fit/, what kind of exercises should i undertake in order to look less like a total idiot? i won't go to a gym, am willing to run, lift, and whatever it takes to look fit. not "huurrr ima buff, i fuck ur shit up duuur", just fit.

pic related since i want to smile when i look at meself in the mirror.

start by cutting out grains, sugar, processed meats, and start eating nuts, meats (grassfed preferably), fish oil supplement (so you can workout consecutive days without having to down a bottle of ibuprofen), and make vegetables and little fruit your only consumption of carbs. eat more fat including olive, walnut, and coconut oil along with nuts (almonds, walnuts, macadamia)

use fitday.com to measure your foods so you know approximately what you're taking.

for exercise i would do a combination of running and lifts (overhead press, front squats, deadlift, bent over row, bench press, power clean)

then you can find something heavy and awkward and lift that and carry it, and lift it and put it over your head. examples would include; sandbags, rocks, machinery, anything heavy and unbalanced.

should work

i guess i'll go with that, gotta start with something light first, so i don't fuck up my spinal disc herniation.

should probably see a good sports doctor before you try to lift anything with that kind of injury
