This is irrelevant too the thread (apart from any indiscernible satire), I'm sure there are other threads where people will actually believe you, too increase your self-esteem.

Bigger =/= better.

but it doesn't hide the fact aht someone who is bigger tahn you in terms of muscle is most likely stronger too.

that bruce lee shit doesn't work in real life my friend, muscular people are faster than you, theres no such thing as being musclebound.

you are skinny and small, you lack the flexibility and strength do do an overhead squat, full depth squat, full depth dip, splits etc. just because you are 135lbs and ripped doesn't mean shit. you are still full of fail, you are still weak as shit, and you aren't faster than me

Abs =/= strong

tut tut. tone is fail , big is fail. STRONG is win. olympic gymnasts can hold their arms out straight to the sides and push down on a set of rings till they lift themselves in the air then hold it, then do it again upside down and they arent massive. jack lalaine could do 40 handstand pushups back in the day and he wasnt massive. No.147106 - abs doesnt equal strong , core equals strong. ive been working out with wieghts for ages making mistakes in form, straining stuff and making slower progress because of it, i looked up some simple gymnastic holds a few days ago and it blew my mind. truth is some fag in a leotard could probably punch a hole through the guy on the right while looking like the guy on the left

but oyu dont get like then by doing crunches, cardio, and machines.

you still gottan do squats, deadlifts, benchpress, militaires, dips, muscleups, pullups, hardass gymnatic shit.

takes a fuck ton of strength and you gotta train heavy duty.

This thread is full of #2's.

A new thread with some kid who's a #1 will start.

Both are equally retarded.

I'm not #2, I'm 5"10, i weigh about 180lbs, my bodyfat is low. I have been arguing for size and muscle.

I am not huge, you can tell i lift but i still fit snugly into a medium or large tee. what im trying ot say is that you still have to train hard and eat tons of food even to get where i am.

i trained to get xbox hueg to get where i am. i would have never gotten to my physique without that mentality. if i said to myself "oh i dont want to get too big i just want to be toned etc" i would have still been 135lbs.

what i am saying is that you all are severely underestimating the amount of calories and effort it takes to get moderately muscular. i basically have a mens health style physique now, like ryan reynolds but with bigger shoulders and arms

In other words, #2.

i cant comprehend how you think 180 at 5'10 is huge.

i still fit into the latest fashions and look good in clothes, i am fast and agile yet strong, i have enough muscle to throw my weight around, but im far from your football linebacker or IFBB pro. I've started to do more crossfit style workouts as well, to be functional.

130lbs is not functional unless you are 5'2. im sorry but you need to have some meat on you to have speed and oomph. you look at olympic sprinters, they are all about my weight and height. look at running backs in footbal, the fastest dudes on the turf, you will be hard pressed to find one under 200lbs.

optimal athleticism and agility etc is around the 175 - 190lb mark for an individual of average height, if not heavier.

nope. body weight only static holds. like planches. they dont do crunches or bench presses. they would do a planche pushup wich is a pushup with nothing but your hands touching the ground. the core strength needed to hold your body straight in midair is ridiculous, so is the chest strength needed to bench your own wieght WITH YOUR HANDS NEAR YOUR HIPS , they need them there for the balance of it. some gold medalists never touch regular gym equipment in the span of their entire career only to find that when they do they can bench 400 pounds,or do chin ups with 100 pounds of extra weight . ive been looking at some holds like the first level out of like 5 levels and found them near impossible, still even with like 5 second bursts of frogstand holds over like less than a week i found myself kicking my own ass at doing pushups, ive basically decided never to pick up a dumbell ever again and as soon as i get enough strength to attemp some other ones im gonna stop doing pushups and sit ups

This is all true, but that doesn't give weight to arguments the 140lb soaking wet kid who runs on the treadmill and dos 500 situps a day.

Powerlifters, Olympic lifters, Crossfit, Gymnasts

all of these people use the best methods to achieve their goals, they all train their asses off and it takes years and years of dedication. If a skinny little kid came here and showed a video of him doing an iron cross or a side flag i would say props, but all i see is protracted shoulders and undeveloped muscles posing in angled lighting that call me a meathead when i say they are small and weak

ive decided to just wait and get myself some robot limbs. with technology progressing as it is im probably gonna have to wait like 10 weeks till i can buy some jet powered kneecaps or some shit. laser vision is probably a wise investment also
