I'm beginning to become overweight, so I want to get ahead of the game. I want to burn as much fat as I possible can. Especially off my chest/stomach. I'm really out of shape.

How should I start?

Go for it. With only having dropped soda pop out of my diet, I've lost 20 pounds so far. Woot.

I'd say water, with maybe a lemon twist. I had a hard time going to straight water because I was craving the taste of... something when I drank.

Yeah I know what you mean. Ehhh...even if I did switch to Propel thats liek 200 less calories per drank.

By how should I start I meant exercising. I know running, but how much, and how should I go about doing it?

that's easy. you just put on your shit and run until you foam at the mouth. preferrably somewhere with clean air. then you go back to your shack by the shore and count the calories burned. that's all!
