how do you guys deal with shitty days in the gym?

Failed on my second set of squats, and somehow fucked up my knee. Failed on my third set of presses. Failed on my third set of weighed pullups.

Days like this always get me super fucking depressed, and make me wanna never train again. How do you guys deal with it?

Protip: START WITH WEIGHT YOU CAN HANDLE. Perfect the technique before you go heavy , you're just going to injure yourself

Shit happens OP. When you are rested up and go back into the gym, you will be stronger than before, so don't get to worked up over a one time thing.
