Naked warrior style-aka less than five reps/alot of sets daily whenever I feel like doing it or the tabata style-twenty seconds as many reps as I can of pullups/pushups with rest of 10 seconds and then try to work it up to 8 reps? Or combine them and do tabata method 4-5 times a day with each exercise?
