Success storys? well.. The first year I worked out I, I only trained my upper body. Ofc I got stronger, but my muscles didnt seem to grow at all, so I looked like a scrauny little underachiever. My mentor kept on telling me to squat but I didnt want bigger legs.. wah wah wah. I started listening to what he said, squatted twice a week and BOOM my upper body came. I have been working out for 6 years now and I love it more than ever!
