Lately, my sleep schedules gone completely out of whack. I sleep from 6PM-2AM, and then go back to sleep again 30 minutes later and wake up at 5AM.Specs:15yrs old, 191.5pounds, 5'6I've been trying to lost weight (was 210 at the beginning of the summer) and been cutting down what i eat and stuff. Can the sleep thing just be from not eating enough or something?thanks /fit/
If you're not eating enough and you are feeling so faint that you can't stay awake at 6pm, then you're doing it wrong. Post your diet i.e. calories, protein, carbs, fat/sat fat per day etc..>>15yrs oldAlso cawck.
