sup /fit/i'm a 18 year old male. i'm aerobically fit. i run a mile or two every 2 or 3 days and train for my university field hockey team.i have aspirations to both run the marathon and get a bit buffer. i'm of pretty skinny build and find it hard to put any muscle on.what's the best way to achieve both of these goals. i don't really know much of the terminology (reps, squats) so am looking for a real beginners guide - diet, excercise etc.i've also got slight Pectus excavatum - do any other /fit/tards with this find it's hard to get better looking pecs or any other fitness differences?ty.
