/fit/, honest question. I've run 5K+ every day this week (including today) since Sunday and run a total of 26.27 miles. Is this any decent? A lot? A little? Average?

I live in the northern hemisphere and I go out in run, even when it's the coldest day of the year. This is because I am not a pussy, and I do man up. I may wear a sweater and some windbreakers if it's raining, but I still go run, and let my body's consumption of energy warm me up.

OP here again -- you may run out in the open, but I go to the gym to use the treadmill/do weight lfiting, but I ALSO have a treadmill at home in front of my PC I use quite frequently too while watching tv shows and shit instead of sitting around like a lazy ass

I stop watching TV or going on the internet and I get fresh air and wind resistance and a natural change of elevation along with a resistance that the ground of the earth provides me. Also, I move while my running surface remains (or at least appears to remain) stationary.

Also, I'm posting this from my Iphone...while on my run.
