Greetings, /fit/

So I'm a perfectionist - I don't actually have much to complain about in comparison to the weight and stature of many others, being rather slim I'm roughly 6.1 feet (186 cm, to spare you from a few seconds of Google) tall and weigh 143.3 lbs (56 kg or 10.2 stones). It's far from "fit", and I resemble a lamp post, but I'd rather be so than be fatter.
My torso and arms are quite weak. Could be worse, been working on the biceps with regular bicep-curling and such. Stomach has some minor fat there, not really perceptible so not a problem aesthetically , but I get the evident feeling that wee pinch of fat could be turned into fourpacks with some effort. My legs are fine, muscle-wise at any rate, if a bit untrained (outdoor sports can get irritating with asthma and hay fever, I do swimming and enjoy it if possible, no plants' crap then)

So obviously my top priority is to work on my torso, shoulders and arms. A casual pace of a daily, sufficient dose of working out is fine, there's no rush, as long as it prevents me from ending up even more of a toothpick or a fat slob.

I completely lack any proper equipment (aside from a single 6.6 lbs one handed weight that emerged from the uncharted bowels of my house on some rainy day) and there is no gym nearby, so I have to rely on basic stuff if I want to spare my wallet. I've been using that weight, along with improvised stuff such as filled suitcases, for some bicep-curls every day. Heck, I admit, even used to get exhausted by that, but now I just barely feel it. Other than that, been sticking to situps, too. I'd do pushups more frequently but as said, my torso and arms are quite weak - 20 pushups and it borders unbearable.
Conclusion: any tips of other sorts of semi-exhausting, indoors excercise -without- proper equipment available would be highly appreciated. Quantity suggestions are also welcome. If not that, some specific advice about equipment to purchase.

Get another 6.6 lb weight, for one (although you probably should be lifting slightly heavier). For another, youtube anything involving dumbbells and you'll find what you need.

A pullup/chinup bar would add some good upper body workouts.
If you have your own house then you should be able to find a good spot to attack a bar and a few ropes like pictured.

2x thick pvc tube with some rope through, and 1m of steel tube and some clamps won't cost much.
