Hello /fit/ I have recently been doing circuit training or whatever its called, mainly to lose weight, I'm about 5'11 and I weigh just under 170lbs, so maybe 165lbs. I'm just wondering if this is a good way to get down to say 150lbs and how long would it take. My diet is fairly good, I try to stay away from the trans fats, and the sugars, I make sure I eat lean meats, and I portion everything correctly, drink lots of water etc etc.

The gym I go to is called The Blitz, they have a website www.timetoblitz.com if anyone wants to check it out.

...by the way I don't fall for the gimmick and go three times a week for twenty minutes, I go as much as I can as long as I can.

p.s. I was 200lbs last summer thanks to Bawls and Video Games, but I've managed to get down to my current weight just by eating properly so I'm guessing its not hard for me to lose weight.

I do everything, its like one of those gyms where everyone rotates every 30seconds to a different machine, and there are heavybags every so often to keep the heart pumping and to add to the cardio, machines cover every part of the body.

sounds like you dont need to lose any more, my friend...

... 5'11 and 165... you dont want to be a skinny fag, do you?

and certainly you dont want to be one of these /fit/ muscle fags... me--- i'd rather be on jerry springer with a forklift before i was a muscle fag...
