Good day /fit/.I've been researching the effective means of bulking and have decided to bite the bullet and use my moneys to bulk clean. Well, for the most part anyways. How does go about calculating what they need in terms of nutrition for bulking? I've looked around and seen some people base their needs on calorie intake while others base it on body weight. I'm about 130 lbs. so I was wondering if you have any suggestions.Oh, and I'm a lazy bum, does a George Foreman grill seem like a good investment? And if I decided to do cardio, should I do it on off days or on my workout days?
