quick question /fit/answer it and then let it die or if you think it could help some other working out begginers then bump it.I think I'm overtraining, I don't get too sore though. My routine takes about 2 hours and I work my whole body (arms, chest, back, legs, abs)Is this bad? I want results fast but if I overtrain it might be worst then? Please halp.
How often and how long do you train per week ?
Just remember to have at least 48 hours of rest between workouts, and you'll be fine.And dont do forced reps (look it up).And 2 hours is gawd dayjm long for a full body, mine takes just over 1 hour, not counting cardio.
