you have really been an inspiration to me to try and fix myself. i've lived a sedentary lifestyle ever since the start of college, and despite having a fast metabolism (even without exercise I never go fat with all the food I eat), i started exercising already - i borrow an abswing, do ab crunches (as i want to build the abs), and jog for about an hour every two days (but with free time i have jogged everyday since friday).
i have high-fiber bread with me. can you recommend any good spreads on it, besides cheese? it's hard for me to eat those small meals a day, at best i can manage only three, but i do try to lessen the amount of meat in the veggies i eat. i eat meat once in my three meals, and i work out decently.
i avoided fastfood already, although i eat occasionally french fries. my abs have been forming, but if you can suggest better exercises i'd be grateful.
