Let's see. I weighed myself at 401' pounds.
(Great moment for self esteem- having to ask a butcher to use his weighing machine.)
So, it's been 11 days , like I said, and my diet is as follows.
I wake up, do exercise. Either DDR, or a old Aerobics Tape, or do squats, and jumping jacks what have you.My current stamina? 20-30 Minutes and I'm tired.
So, to compensate, I do it 2-3 times a day. I attempt to count calories, to make sure I dont go overboard.
Eating healthier? Yes, gods, yes. I used to 3-4 times a week to go out, grab 2 2 liters, a bag of doritos or something, dip, and more stuff, that 11 days later, I find myself wondering at their calorific value.(Did you know that each Oatmeal Creme has 170 calories? Shit, I ate 10-12 in a sitting before...)
Nowadays, I eat tons of vegetables(grill' em, or whathave you), fruits/special K for snacks,I eat spahetti often for lunch, and I eat only 5 small meatballs with each spaghetti meal.No more BK outings, ect.
Yes, It's a pain. I have to drink tons of water because I'm always hungry. I have to wait a while and drink water so the hunger goes away.
It's gotten easier as the time passes, though.
I feel pretty good, though. I thought I'd discover some latent illness when I cut down on calories, but it seems my body hasnt fallen prey to anything yet.
I sleep a whole lot less than I used to though.I used to sleep 10+ hours...now I do 7-8.
