I was wondering, in terms of fat loss, is it mandatory to run with a long sleeved jacket or is just a T-shirt?

Up until now I ran with a T-shirt underneath such a jacket and after a session the shirt would be completely soaked, even yellow at some parts, as was the inside of the jacket. But now it's getting kind of warm so today I ran with a T-shirt only, and it got wet only on some places.

So does wearing a jacket burn off more fat and should I wear it at any time when running if my goal is primarily fat loss? Help appreciated.

You'd best be trolling nigga.

Obviously with a jacket on you will sweat more, clothes do not affect weight loss.

Well, you don't want to die of heat stroke obviously.

But, that's a small price too pay for two reasons.

One, the more layers and covering you have - the more you'll sweat. This is good for losing water weight, cleaning your pores, and overall health (in a general expanse).

And two, you'll conceal your hideous body and not revolt nice girls, children, even your friends. Also, some wild dogs might find your rippling arm fat appetizing - you never know.

Good luck and godspeed, Anon.

Well if you take 2,4-Dinitrophenol which is a sort of extreme steroid for fat loss, every day you sweat 24/7 like mad, you don't stop sweating, and your white T-shirts can also have yellow stains, because it basically works by heating up the body amongst other things, so I was thinking, if you heat up the body more and sweat more while running, don't you burn more fat tissue as well? At least I felt that way, today without a jacket and no sweat I felt like I only had a conditional training, and I'd like to maximize fat loss.

Sounds stupid tbh. If you are able to go running, you dont need extreme steroids unless you have some kind of medical condition. As for the heat thing, not really. All you will really be doing is pushing out water from your body to cool you down, as said above it will be water weight you lose, not fat. More importantly it will leave you dehydrated and feeling like crap. Maybe the yellow sweating is toxins being pushed out through the skin, i dont know, im not a doctor.

I'd recommend getting off these steroids to be honest and doing it through hard work and determination. You wont end up putting it all back on that way.

Not taking DNP myself, just mentioned it for comparison.

when you take dnp it causes you to burn energy (fat + carbs)
that causes you to lose weight and increases body temperature, which causes you to sweat more
when you run your muscles burn more energy
that causes weight loss and increases body temperature, which causes you to sweat more

sweating and weight loss have the same cause (in these two cases anyway), but it's not the sweating that causes you to lose weight

Many side effects though. I'd consider taking it to lose the last 20lb but the problem is where do you buy this stuff? I'm guessing it is sold online, and i doubt i can get this on prescription.

Anyone know?

The problem with buying DNP online is only how to import it in your country - if you think it could pass the border, it shouldn't be hard to order it from a page. If not, try asking around your local gym or bodybuilding.com if you are in the USA.

Though DNP is extremely dangerous, and I would suggest you first try with Beta2-adrenergic agonist(e.g. clenbuterol), because unlike other steroids that the media says they are deadly, this one can actually kill you pretty easily, especially if you haven't studied everything about it and having a cycle with it 100%. Just be wary.
