natural vitamins and minerals (micronutrients) are always absorbed better when consumed naturally then in pill form. the quality is better. and it's cheaper too. that's why they're called supplements, they're not intended to replace real sources.
don't eat hungry man tv dinners + supplements. that's retarded. and get a good brand of supplements, not the cheapest-first one you see.
