Hey /fit/, I was thinking about what I'd like to start eating regularly for pre and post workout, and wanted your opinion. Here is a rough estimate.

Pre-Workout:

250g turkey breast
1 bell pepper
50g carrots
two handfuls of raw spinach (not sure how to tab this one)
100g quinoa
100g chickpeas

Post-Workout:

50g whey protein
50g oatmeal

I don't know, I think I hit the protein pretty well here. The biggest concern for me was that the pre workout meal may be too big. I'm 90kg, and I usually wait about an hour before hitting the gym after meal.
