hey how does fit feel about avocado? i know its pretty high in fat and cal but say i put like 3 to 5 slices in a wrap with a few other veggies. is this good or am i going to end up putting on weight when i think im being healthy.

Probably one of the healthiest foods on Earth. I gorge myself on the things (I have a hard time keeping on weight with my low bad-carb lifestyle). Humans can not get fat on fruit...we just shit what we don't use.

Plenty of calories to go around, but unprocessed foods are more readily turned into energy the body can use. ATP is already in the fresh fruits and veggies, so it takes much less for our body to break it down and start using it to power active transport and the like.
