deadliftsI'm working on perfecting my form. I've watched countless videos but I still don't think I'm getting it right. Biggest issues I have are knowing when to use/bend your legs(coming down mostly) and when and how to move my back up and down. When lifting any kind of moderate weight, I still get into the habit of growing a slight forward bend in my back.Any tips? Is there anything I can do to really get the idea of how my back is supposed to feel why performing(tightening certain muscles? etc).
tighten abs, glutes, hamstrings, lower back
squeeze your asshole shut as tight as you can during the lift. try it.
