Hey /fit/.
1) What's the main difference between doing the lat pulldown exercise by grabbing the pole on the edges and by grabbing it closer to the center? Now I do 10 90kg reps, 2 series.
2) I don't do ANY kind of exercise whatsoever besides walking for one week now. Shall I feel fat and bad about myself? My gym is closed in August and I have no motivation do workout outside of it.
