After my overhead press workout my wrists hurt sometimes.
To bandage or not to bandage?
What do you recommend?

There are no stupid questions, only stupid answers. Like yours.
Read your posts in the other threads and I already dislike you. Fuck off.

Honestly, i'd just reccomend you try and increase forearm strength.

When i first started working out i'd find my wrists hurting every now and again - i just started a forearm-focused routine and haven't had the problem since.

are you using a smith/nautilus machine? if so those can cause some serious wrist problems.

check your technique, elbows forward.

no, barbell. I guess I should keep my wrists aligned with my forearms, unlike the clean hold.

Try a Powerball. I have one and have noticed a difference, also they're fun way of exercises your fingers, hands, wrists, forearms, shoulders, and neck all in one.

Also you can use a dumbell and let it roll to the edge of your fingers, then roll it back up.

Yeah, keep your hands in line with your forearms, that should do the trick.

I was disappointed that powerball did not make my arms visibly different whatsoever- but they sure do work at making you stronger. my grip has improved to over 9000 after a few months of using it.
