Sup /fit/.
In the middle of my very first bulk after cutting myself down from a 300lbs blubber monster to 165lbs, I'm an obvious easy gainer and have been making gains with a 40% fat 40% protien 20% carbs diet.

however, for a few months (started before my bulking started) now I've been experiencing terrible stomach pains and being rushed to accident & emergency 7 times now and pumped full of morphine.

As it turns out today, (I got an ultrasound test) I have 25+ tiny gall stones. And the result is I can't eat a high fat diet anymore...

tl;dr I can't eat a high fat diet, Can I still get mussle?

oh gee I don't know, cells use fat for the membranes when dividing and it's needed for insulation.. Meh those things are probably not important
