OP here, I'll have no problem overcoming it long term I was merely interested if anyone had some sort of 'quick fix' but with just about anything in fitness theres no such method. I've had one of my daily meals earlier than usual and I drink plenty of water so it's just a waiting game then. The situation is probably aggravated by the fact I'm at a desk instead active.
