I used to do 8 minute abs, but have moved on from that shit. While its a good beginner video, you need to make it harder on yourself. start holding weights behind your neck, holding your legs up in the air (like in the touch touches) basically, you need to really make it harder. But if you really want good abs, your diet is much much more important then what workout your doing, research on how to achieve a low body fat percentage, this will show your abs MUCH more. You should work more on making the exercises much more difficult, and keeping track of how many reps you can do. Also, always do curls, not situps.
