Hey /fit/..I'm sorry my /b/tardness leaked into your /fit/ness..I have a question. I'm a police cadet. I'm "fit"..I'm play soccer, run the mile in 6 mins. But I'm also 6'2 and Lanky as hell. Due to my long arms, It's hard to put any muscle mass on them.. Any suggestions on what I should to beef up a bit?I do about 60 pushups a day at the moment. Should I eat more protein?
