Skinnyfag here. 6'2" 150lbs.

/fit/, how do I put on healthy weight? I eat every time I get the urge, I don't overload myself with cardio. Does anyone have a recommendation as to a staple meal I could eat to put on weight? Any further tips?

Add protein shakes to your regular diet.

But not as a meal replacement- drink at your drink for dinner.
