Should I workout two days in a row? I'm doing MWF stronglifts and missed Monday due to Canadian thanksgiving (gym was closed) so I worked out today. Should I work out tomorrow too in order to get back on schedule?

Also, this is my 2nd week on stronglifts.

Should I add curlz? Stronglifts has chinups/pullups but that's about it for the biceps amirite?

No, it doesn't work like that. You need to give your muscles time to recover in order for them to grow.

Just shrug it off, or work out extra hard the next few times you exercise to make up for the loss, though missing only a single day isn't going to horribly set you back.

you've missed a workout at the most critical point in your training. you'd may as well give up now and start eating lard.
