11 am: half bowl of oats 11:30 am 45m workout 12:30 pm protein shake,2 egg whites 1 whole egg, half bowl of oats apple somewhere between next meal 4pm chicken + lettuce another protein shake 7:30pm chicken tuna lettuce steamed brocoli 10:55 now some blueberries
and some cottage cheese in an hour or so
