Current treadmill turned to shit and now I need a new one... anyone have any good recommendations and also for exercise bikes?Don't tell me to spend $20 for gym membership because the closest gym is something around 30 minutes away.
Go run outside, it's better for you.
cause the treadmill is on the fritz.. had to run 4 miles in my really hilly neighborhood this morning in 85+ weather...and the asphalt hurts my kneesinb4 pussy
>>168831Man up pussy, you should be thanking god that you live a hilly neighborhood. You'll lose weight faster, and you'll adapt sooner or later to the heat. Just drink lots of water.
wtf, gym membership for only 20$, only 30 minutes away, and yet this pussy has the balls to whine when he can run in a warm, hilly neighbourhood and not freeze to death half of the year in some crappy minnesota town
Run to the Jim, get your cardio, start working out, jog home in bursts, you get all yoru reps in XD
minnistoa is rarly below 20 in the winter is it not?
Buy a real bicycle, ride it around town. I do four 4.5KM circuits all on an incline as my cardio routine. Real bikes > stationary AS LONG AS YOU DON'T COAST and maintain a constant rate of motion.
god damn fuck you guys i knew every response would be like this... and i forgot to mention my roads are made of fucking lava. So fuck you all while i swim in my lava!!!
ITT: Anon does not approve of treadmills.
Treadmills are ok, they just get monotonous fast and can cause a lack of motivation. Also, you will benefit from being outside in the sun with fresh air, jesus.
>>168942Swimming is acutlaly a very good exervise
>>168956Maybe he's self conscious and would much rather work out on a treadmill than outside? Now, I've never owned a treadmill, but seriously stop trying to convert the guy.
Then dont ask for advice? ANd you wont get it?
>>168973no... i just cant stand the weather. TOO DAMN HOT
