any good at-home exercises for your biceps? only have access to 7 pound weights, and no curl up bar. in b4 curlz for da gurlz. thanks.

If you really have nothing to work out with, go to an Army surplus store and buy a dufflebag. Buy some sand at a Home Depot or whatever and pour it into garbage bags then duct tape them closed. Put the garbage/sand bags into the dufflebag, instant weight. You'd probably want to go light for curls but I'd recommend skipping them and instead doing overhead presses, deadlifts, and squats with the bag. They'll make your whole body bigger, including your arms.

You can buy chin up bars that don't bolt into your door. How wide are your door frames and how thick is your wall? If your door is greater than 36" wide and your wall is greater than 6" thick, then you'll have to make your own (easy, only 20 bucks. Here's link)
