hey /fit/ I have a quick question that I would appreciate any help you could give me, so I want to lose weight, but I don't really want to gain any muscle (not because I'm lazy, I just don't like the way it looks, on me) now for the past few weeks I've been cutting down on calories, and have noticed a bit of a drop in size, but I still weigh the same, anyways

tl;dr I need to lose weight, but don't want to gain muscle, please help

you're not gonna gain muscle by accident, just dont lift. try to do cardio at least every other day, and switch it up a lot. swim one day, run the next, sports, etc.

You might be losing muscle mass. Which is bad.
I kno wyou don't want to be muscular but the muscle is what keeps you from being overly ...fat.
If you don't do any exercise then you should start.
Swimming. Yoga. Walking. EXTREME WALKING! slow paced jogging, biking
Something to keeop the muscles you have and brn the extra wekght you want to lose.

I do exercise, I ride my bike, longboard, and run, but what I really want to know, is just how to lose fat faster, like what excersises to do without gaining noticeable muscle, sorry if I didn`t make that clear enough

squat with lite weights. Lots of repetitions low weight will give you more muscle tone but not too much larger muscles.

Fuck off with muscle tone, lots of reps no weight will give you endurance and use calories to give you a leaner, defined, cut whatever you wanna call it look.

Just keep doing what you're doing, you wont gain any muscle from being such a pussy.

Muscle dog didn't work for muscles, muscles dog has a myostatin defficiency. As does michael lockett who eats 2 meals a day, trains really lazy, hasn't done steroids yet and took less than 2 years to look the way he does.

tl;dr only myostatin deficient people get lucky enough to gain muscle without hard work.
