Go for a run daily. Just a medium pace jog will help burn off any excess fat. Combine this with a good diet and lots of daily physical activity and you'll be good as gold. Also if you're slim you can pull off heroin chic. Do it and post results.

flutter kicks for the win, and something we call the motivator. start out with 10 count of heel raises, then jump in place 10 times with feet together, then perform the jumping jack without the arms 10 times then perform the jumping jack with the arms 10 times then work your way back through each exercise to the heel raises. This is one repitition, do this for 10 to 15 reps.
