sup /fit/I've been running a lot for lacrosse, and I think I've developed some stress fractures in my shins. I'm going to the doctors soon to get some x-rays and a professional analysis to see if its either stress fractures or shin splints and whats causing them.My question for you though: What other non-impact training can I do besides elliptical machine, bike, stationary bike, or swimming that would help train me for lacrosse? The reason I can't do all of those is A) I don't have access to them or B) its just too damn cold to go swimming in a lake (in Washington).Also what can i do on a bowflex (in b4 fail) to burn fat and gain muscle?pic unrelated.
