you should do a full body workout.That'll fix all your probs.
build upper body. do some shoulder presses, tricep presses, bicep curls, bench presses, and butterflies.

If you can do a pull-up, then your arms aren't too bad.I can't even do one yet, and my arms are a bit more toned than yours. Course, I have about 20 more pounds to pull-up than you do.

You have to spend the first year developing your ligaments and stretching.Then, core.
shave armpits.train your whole body.believe, it doesn't take that much time.Get some free weights and start on (much better than fucking gyms)
