Running 30 minutes minimum 3 times a week and 100 to 120 pushups a night.I try to keep calories per day down to 1200 - 1800Killed off 15lbs in 2 months. Now im stuck at 175lbs and wont drop anymore...I was 142 in my younger days as a young adult.Any suggestions as to break this barrier of 175lbs..Alike more running>>??
this is just a 5 day report from the nov 24th thru the 29th...I didnt take one on thanksgiving. as i ate. but in 5 days i havent been able to drop anything when before i was losing all the time.
Unless your exercise involves cutting off pieces of yourself you aren't gonna lose much of anything in just 5 days.
