OP here To be honest, I don't want to do anymore exercise then I am already doing. I don't like the idea of going to a gym and been around other people while i exercise. It isn't an embarrassment thing, I just hate those people that grunt and shit their pants trying to lift stuff they are not capable of. Then they waddle over and tell me I'm riding a bike a wrong.
To also be blunt, I don't need nor want popping muscles or extra strength. I'm a ceramicist, the ability to lift up clay is all I need.
If i eventually look like a walking branch then thats cool. Just want to lose the chubbiness I have.
