I wish you lived in L.A. so I could teach and show you how to get big, huge, ripped, and defined. Stay away from steroids for all of the obvious reasons, ans stay stay away from them because steroids make help you gain more muscle, but they don't help you gain any strength at all. How often do you lift? What type of lifts do you do? What do you eat? Any supplements? Are you consistent on going to the GYM? >>7704And listen to this dude. Also taking in a good level of saturated fats(ex. cottage cheese, whole milk, animal fats)will also drive NATURAL GROWTH HORMONE production in the body. Good luck, stay natural, don't cheat.
On a side note, I am pretty built. But I am twice as strong as people twice as muscular. So ask your self next time you think about just looking good, because the guy that looks smaller than you can out lift you and kick your ass.
