I'm trying to get into shape before ski season starts up, but I've got very limited time because I've picked up an extra class and am doing volunteer work. What are some tips for things I can do that are quick but will help me get ready?

Ski/Snowboarding are among the few sports that I recommend training HD cardio with. After all, a little more fat is a good thing in sub zero temps while your legs are burning.

jump rope. you'll never find a better cardio workout.
