If you are losing muscle then you are not HIIT, you are endurance training.

also people. don't bulk and cut. it's bullshit. stay on a healthy diet all the time and don't fluctuate your weight like a goddamn madman. It's not that good for your health.
Different story is when you are a pro bodybuilder. in that case bulking and cutting is a price to be paid.
