/fit/ what is a good diet for a sedentary lifestyle? whether just work or just plain lazy like me what amount of calories and what foods should a couch potato eat to not balloon up?i remember in my health class something about a body burns 'x' amount of calories a day by itself.
Basically you need to stay away from anything sugary. Eat whole grain products, lots of veggies, stuff like that. Stay away from anything labeled a snack.

There are in fact seasonings out there that have little to no calories. Pepper could work if it's no in excess. margarine and butter are very bad, avoid those at all costs.
