I know exactly what you mean OP. You basically hit your plateau. I hit mine at 180 pounds, after I dropped from 230. After three frustrating weeks of staying at 180, I was pissed as hell. This is what I did to break it:
What I normally did was have a calorie defect of about 500 calories a day. What I started doing after my plateau was have a weekly calorie deficit, instead of a daily one. I'd still have a 3500 calorie deficit a week, but on some days I'd have a 300 calorie deficits, and on some days id have 700 calorie deficits. This kept my body from "getting used" to my eating habits. So far it seems to be working. I'm currently at 170, and slowly, but surely losing fat. Hope this helps you OP.
