Hey /fit/,
I've been bulking for a few months now but I'm going to visit my parents for about twenty days in the middle of nowhere with no access to any weights or anything. Not wanting to just waste away I decided I'm going to do some cutting but I've never done it before so I need some advice. I have a pretty low body fat percentage I'm 6'4" and 220lbs at that size I don't think I need to tell you I have to eat a lot of meat and protein filled foods and such to bulk but what do I eat when cutting? Also, other than a shitload of running and HIIT what excercises should I do?
