yes.
i would suggest pushups, crunches, dips, pull-ups (palms in), chin-ups (palms out), and stair climbing as basically a total-body workout. i would personally do it like this:
day 1 + 4, pushups, crunches, pull-ups
day 3, rest
day 2+5, dips, chin-ups, stair climbing
this way you can give your all in dips/pushups on different days (since both work triceps quite a bit) and chin-ups/pull-ups (since both kill your shoulders).
