Jesus Christ, you'd best be eating 4000 calories a day boy!

I'm eating more than I can afford on my salary, it's awesome!

I was scary skinny and finally did something about it when my doctor told me YOU ARE GOING TO DIE JESUS CHRIST PUT ON SOME WEIGHT.

Goal: 180lbs

I'm a college student, so I've been packing in as many calories as I can get from the cafeteria. I've been told that I don't particularly look like I'm 15lbs heavier, but no matter, I'll gain 15 more to show them who's boss.

Took me the whole school year to gain those 15lbs, let's hope the next will come faster.

I really wish I had to put ON weight instead of losing it.

My girlfriend is 5'4, weighs 125 pounds.
When I moved in with her, I started eating the exact same things as her and roughly always at the same proportions. After a year, I gained 30 pounds (170 to 200), and she's still at 125. The only difference between our diet is that she likes to drink soda, and I basically only drink water.

I fucking hate my metabolism. STUPID SKINNY ASIAN GIRL, WHY DO YOU COOK SO WELL Q_Q

I've had messed up eating disorders my entire life. Sorta like yo-yodieting, but much more extreme, because it's like 500 cals per day for years, then it's massive binging for months, then back to starving.

Currently 220 and 5'11", aiming to lose 90-100 pounds in the next four months and do lots of cardio.

Asians metabolize rice different than white people.

When I eat rice, it's like I'm drinking water. Rice is the universal solvent for asian people.

Yes, asians don't put on a lot of fat. It's a double edge sword, though. They hardly don't gain muscle either.

Well technically speaking from his/her starting weight of about 220, it probably wouldn't be that hard. Well, yeah, that's asking for like 25 pounds lost per month. I don't see why it isn't doable with a disciplined diet and a lot of cardio.

I"m not keeping track of weight or inches yet, but as of the end of my workout this morning, I've gone three straight weeks of working out six days a week. Including getting up at 5:00AM to work out before work.

I don't know, maybe that's nothing to some of you guys, but it's a major accomplishment for me.

In 5 or 6 months:

A pair of months more and I'll be up my goal.

That isn't even the point. Dropping 45% of your bodyweight in four months is something that happens when you have fucking CANCER. You cannot do that in a healthy way. Losing 90-100 lbs in four months would only make sense if their starting weight was like 350-400 lbs, but this person is 5'11" and 220lbs. God fucking forbid if it's a girl who had plans to ever have children.

Having a tapeworm would be more healthy.

man speaks of the truth

i am 6'0 at starting:235lbs, (107kg for metric fags) and after doing HIIT along with a good diet, i only did lose 15lbs, currently 220lbs (100kg), and that was about a month, only losing 3-4lbs per week. and my trainers told me that was pretty effective, and not very dangerous to the body. ;)

I stone muscle gain, 8 months hard work, though some of that is probably my bones becoming more dense, which increases weight.

26 years old

Start: 198 lbs
Current: 159 lbs (Duration: 1 year)
Goal: Keep same weight and reduce to a BMI of 10 with a decently cut body by this time next year.

I be one of those hated Azn folk who was until recent decidedly NOT skinny. Still have a small hint of belly that I'm working on. I been to a gym only once at the start of all of this for advice but otherwise work out daily at home alternating days for weights and calisthenics but doing cardio daily. The occasional athletic venture like rock climbing to add a little variety. Very comfortable with my routine and it's been giving me good results.

Diet is well under control now. I can skip rice on demand, which was TORTURE at the start thanks to my slant-eyed genes.

Apart from the last of the core fat the rest of the bod is coming along nicely.

Me: 180 lbs, 5'9''

Start: 160 lbs

Goal: 190-200 lbs

-Chest and Shoulders are getting strong as hell
-Could use more bicep development lately
-Abs are getting worse, plus love handles from the added caloric intake. They'll go away when I cut again, though.

Last year I was 275. I don't exactly remember at what point I lost, but when I got myself weighed in February I was 264. That is when I started really cutting back and doing 2 30 minute intervals of jumping rope a day. I am now 236.

Mind you, I think I'm losing incredibly, almost unhealthily fast. But I fear a plateau coming on. I must push it to the limit. Push harder.

Also, I don't see that much of a difference. I can feel it ( because my parts are falling down all nigga like ), but I don't really see it.

Isn't it easier to shed pounds the fatter you are? iIke, I started at 224 and dropped 7 pounds in .... 3 weeks? yet it took another 3 weeks to lose a further 3 pounds. Weird. So it may take you aslong to drop another 10lbs as it took to drop 30lb

I can see a slight difference, my stomach doesn't jut out as much as it did before, and when I tense I can see definition screaming to break free from under the fat, lol.

207 pounds
Actual bf% (professional testing): 28.1%

Recently changed my diet to a high protein/low carb/6 smaller meal variety, with one balanced day per week to keep my metabolism up. I can now comfortably fit a size medium shirt.

Strength has increased dramatically due to the diet changes. Max weight I can lift on all exercises has increased by at least 5 pounds in the last week (bigger increases on the back and leg exercises).

I guess my goal is to get to 200 pounds by mid-May.
