So /fit/ let's talk about vitamins.

What vitamin's do you take? Any particular brand you recommend and an overall good multivitamin? Especially for someone suffering from anemia?

I'm currently taking a B-1, B-12, C, Iron, calcium, and multivitamin. I'd like to get as much as I can from a single multivitamin instead of taking six pills a day.
