Hey fit,
I was wondering if there is any value to taking Hydroxycut (or similar products) before a workout. I'm 6 ft and about 195. I would like to be around 165 - 175. I'm not out of shape I just want to tighten things up. I exercise with HIIT and 1 hr sustained Cardio alternating days 6 times a week plus I lift 3 days a week as well as various calisthenic exercises. I'm eating right as well lots of oatmeal, tuna, Pbj etc.

I dunno. I have never really paid attention to any of these kinds of things and I found myself in the pharmacy today looking at random shit killing time b4 work and was reading the back of the box. Its pretty much just caffeine. Would this help breaking through a plateau?
