It is, I know. But it does the job.
At times I feel like I'm force-feeding myself, especially when it involves cottage cheese and oats (even though I love oats...just not shit-tons).
It's what I have to do to make sure I meet my calorie intake needs.
Nothing serves better as a slow-digesting protein source than cottage cheese. Throw in some protein and you have a winner.
Gains have been solid so far.
