Sup /fit/Trying to eat healthy and eat about 5 meals a day. but i'm having trouble with healthy snacks inbetween larger meals . More specifically while at work. Theres no real markets around or healthy places to eat. We do have a fridge but just eating fruit/veggies/nuts gets boring.TL:DR What to prepare for snacking while at work?pic probably not related but delicous

hummus is tasty. nut butter is nice with apples and similiar. spices are great.
