I'm only 147lbs, but I don't know whether I still qualify as a weakling. I can bench 176lbs, can deadlift 264lbs for three reps, and can comfortably squat 242lbs for at least six reps. How does /fit/ think I'm doing?

You fag, some people are more fragile for injuries and other small problems.
That is what i meant with resilient.

It is not only about fitness but other factors.

Body X != BodyY

It sounds to me like you need to get a lot more blood flowing to your joints - I used to get pain like you're describing, and that was the issue. You need big, full body motions (not Weights) and a lot of stretching to start out with. Weightless Squats, 'Supermans', Pushups, etc...

What you're after is to stimulate blood flow into the various parts of your body, I'm guessing you don't get a lot of physical activity, and the pain you are feeling is a result of insufficient circulation.
