Hey fit how does one lose baby fat? I have always heard that it is not possible, I'm about to have my second child and I'm 5'7 and weigh 160 all baby.

<<<< /b/ is that way, faggot.

Wait until your child is born, then slowly dial back your calories by around 250 a week. Eat a lo-carb diet, and do some form of cardio after weight training three times a week.

I don't think you know what babyfat is.
And really, being pregnant doesn't mean you have to eat like a big.
You're supposed to eat just as much as you normally would and eat just as healthily as you normally would, if not more so.
Being pregnant doesn't mean you get to gorge yourself on sweets and junk food and pickles & ice cream, even if that's what they show on television.
Take some responsibility for your health and if you won't do that, don't ask someone else to do it for you.

3. I'm asking about the extra skin that you get after pregnancy.

the same way you lose any fat, its not hard and everyone can do it. the only aftereffects can be stretch marks in your belly but guess what they actually sell this cream you use on it every day and it makes your skin more elastic and gets rid of the marks. voila!
tl;dr tits or gtfo
