Should I take multivitamin or multivitamin + minerals?

Also, which brand should I get? Prices vary quite a bit.

not the cheapest one found at your most familiar pharmaceutical store.

Hey I take the multivitamin that you used for the picture, is it a good source? or should I change to a diffrent one?

I would never, ever use centrum. Worse shit in the world, half the time you cant even break down the tablet they coat it so much.

I would say go with Vitamin World's Green Source multi vitamin. It costs a bit, but it have all your vitamins, minerals, antioxidents, enzymes, even a small dose of an omega and herbal blend.

DON'T GET GENERICS, ONLY BUY THE MOST EXPENSIVE SHINY BRAND STUFF THAT CONTAINS THE SAME SHIT BUT COSTS THRICE THAT MUCH LOL

How's about you don't take multivitamins and eat your fruits and veggies. I promise, they won't hurt your all cake diet all that badly.

This.

New studies show that multivitamin pills can cause cancer, due to forcing a load of excessive shit into your body.

Protip: Recent studies indicate that everything, in fact, gives you cancer.

So take what you want, do what you want, it doesn't matter. Enjoy your cancer.

You must eat a great quantity of different types of fruit to get all the vitamins a simple pill has.
