This is going to be amazing can't wait.

Discuss gymnastics and rings especially in this thread.

my current routine centers around ring pushups, dips, swings, L sits, and just random movement i happen to do on them. Currently working on planche especially.

Use chalk to help work your false grip. It will come with practice. Try doing pull-ups on the rings with your false grip. Make sure you get the rings to fit right in the groove on your wrist. Pull hard and keep the rings close to your body and that muscle-up will follow.

It has been said that if you can do 15 dead hang pullups and 15 ring dips, you can do 1 muscle up.

I'm just wondering, is the book out yet or is it not? On the front of his website www.gymnasticbodies.com it says the book is already available, but in the latest post it says it'll be available shortly.
