k so pot & Anxiety, I know the two can go hand and hand

but do you guys know of anyone who has had drug related anxiety and has been able to overcome it..or just have it stop all together?

reason I ask is like 6 years ago when I was a freshman and soph in high school I used to smoke near daily for as long as I could remember and never had a problem

but a few years later, a car crash and a diagnosis of a chronic pain condition and that may or may not ever be 100% fixed I found myself unable to do almost any drug due to the anxiety it would cause

I know pot has all these things in it that can cause an easy panic attack to happen but it is also used as a pain reliever in like 15 states right?

basically TLDR; I haven't smoked in years and do not take medical drugs to help fix with my chronic pain condition, all I do is squatz and more squatz, but would like pot to aid me in the relief part instead of becoming a zombie using those other doctor persribed drugs

how do I reverse this negative effect pot gave me two years ago :(

start slow, real slow. barely smoke anything, almost to the point where your not getting a high off it. slowly do this and you'll find yourself being able to smoke more and more.

eventually you'll be getting anxiety again but because your doing it in such moderation you'll be more likely to come down from the buzz and be fine.

when you get to the point of knowing when you can get a safe buzz without the anxiety you will have reached your goal.
