Wow, thanks for breaking me in softly. Wtf macronutrient ratios? Workweeks I'd say I eat <3000 calories, and burn more than that on a hard day. No idea what my bodyfat % is at the moment. I suppose I can take a picture if you want and let you guess since you're such an expert. I don't exactly have time to monitor every little detail because of my job, and my weeks off I spend comatose, IE: sleeping. I eat maybe 2k calories on my weeks off if not less.
My main question was about fat burning supplements. Are they good? bad? complete bullshit? and my secondary question was more along the lines of exercise suggestions. I'm sorry I didn't specify. If you have a diet suggestion, I'd love to hear it, since I guess I'm pretty clueless. I just stay away from saturated fats and high fructose corn syrup for the most part, all while trying to stick to the most natural foods I can.
