Weight Loss Plan Anonymous
Hey guys,

I recently started doing exercise and healthy eating so I can get my penis out of my fat and get some girls!

Exercise:

6am beach run/walk for 1 hour min.

5pm 3 days weights/ 3 days cardio (rotational at gym, weights have a 15 min warmup on cardio)

Breakfast: Porridge with low fat milk

Mid Morn: Fruit

Lunch: 250g water poached chicken breast with salad (tomatoes/cucumber/peppers/carrots/onion) and no dressings

Looks good. Get some protein and just really keep up the cardio. Cardio is more important than weight lifting at this point if you're super overweight. Get skinny first and then worry about building muscle.

Yea tuna rocks! sometimes have salmon but max 2 times a week.

And I get too full if I eat more then that!
