Hey /fit/, I'm currently 6'2", about 158 lbs, and in mediocre shape.
I live on a college campus, so I get some exercise at the gym on a semi-regular basis, but i'm looking to tighten up and get serious and get my body fat percentage down to around 10% or so.
For me, working weights/building muscle etc. is actually pretty enjoyable, its the cardio that I don't like.
So, tl;dr, I need advice on how to bring my body fat % down and get in better cardiovascular health just for life and looking better, not for sports or anything.

Thats the thing though, I really don't eat all that much. (Which may be bad too? I don't know) I just need a good cardio regiment to actually lose weight, and not just stay static.

Look up HIIT.

All the cardio you need in 15 minutes or less!
