Hey /fit/ I have these dark spots under my eyes, any way to get rid of them?

Not really. That's the thinnest skin on your body, so the blood vessels are just naturally more visible. Lack of sleep can make your skin paler, and therefore the circles more visible. Any medications that cause your blood vessels to dilate will also exasperate the problem.

You might avoid rubbing your eyes. Seems to make a slight difference if you rub them often.

OP here:
Well that could explain it since I do often rub my eyes. But then again it may just be what>>374877
said and I just have to learn to live with it.

In order of effectiveness

Its not about how much you sleep, but when you sleep and if you're in a good mood. I used to have huge, puffy, dark fucking BAGS under my eyes. It came from crying a lot and sleeping during the day.
Go to bed at 0000 or earlier if you like, sleep for 6-7 hours every day. You will look a lot healthier because you will be a lot healthier.
