I just had an incredible #4, and I feel fantastic. I'm constantly getting #4s now since I've drastically increased by vegetable intake. How have yours been today? Do you notice a big change as you change your diet?

I was on some antibiotics a while back and I was having 7-10 number 6s each day for about 2 weeks. It got so bad that near the end of the day I had to shower after every shit due to my asshole being torn apart from being wiped so much.

Now that I eat oatmeal for every breakfast I'm to 2 or 3 normally with an occasional 4.

I was sick a few months ago, throwing up and everything. The flu was going around. Before that I was a type 4 guy and had been for a few months. They hurt like hell but felt great when finished. And barely any wiping necessary.
Now I'm type 5 and it can take ages. Shit.....wait 5-10 mins....shit more.....wait 5-10 mins.....can last an hour doing that. Thank god I like reading the mags I take with me.
