Pic unrelated.What are some things that /fit/ does that most likely don't work, but you think they help you in some way?I have a computer chair with arms, every song or second song, I put one hand on each arm of the chair and push myself up about 30 times.
I perform 20x "raise the roof" motions whenever I have a spare moment, then drop and do 10 push ups. Gotta be better than nothing.Oh, and I take two cod liver oil capsules daily even though they're "one a day"
