A couple drinks a day is actually good for you (read one or two, not six). Past that you're just racking up a bunch of empty calories, and if you really overdo it you're definitely going to start pissing off some organs. So, best bet is to learn to enjoy A beer, meaning one, in the evening and not binge drink every night. I drank way too fucking much in college and it was a hard habit to scale back down to a reasonable level. Just try not to over do it.
