Lie on a bench on your stomach with you're legs straight and feet locked, then lower your upper body and raise it, I can't remember the name of the exercise
Good mornings are your best bet, but do them with the dumbells starting in the locked out overhead position if near the shoulders is too easy. That ought to challenge you for a while, leverage being what it is.
