1. no clue what you got going on there. 2. i take a scoop of fast digesting protein (whey) 30 minutes before working out. you can also add a simple carb (medium apple or other fruit) too.
post work out, i have 50 g protein (can be a mix of fast and slow).
oatmeal may be too complex and slow digesting. that may be some of the discomfort you're feeling. no idea why broccoli or a banana would make you sick. try something else maybe?
