Yes, its fine.

If it doesnt hurt, then there's no problem. Think of pain as your body's way of saying "fuck no put down that barbell, you stupid fuck!".

If theres no pain, your body is saying "yes make me rippling and toned you sexy boy"

Biceps are usually stronger or shit, has more endurance or whatnot so it doesnt get sore faster.

So give it rest though but work out harder next time.

I really hate getting my biceps to a point of soreness cause it takes more time anyway. :/

I agree with Cakeslob's very ...amusing way of putting it, and that there should be no harm doing a little extra arm work today
but>>234763
is right in that in a perfect world you would have worked arms harder yesterday and focused more on another muscle group today.

don't forget to workout your triceps as well. people that have huge biceps and no triceps look retarded

Agreed, focus on tri's now. Focus on Bi's only like once a week. That way you're getting maximum rest and growth time.

allow yourself 48 hours before hitting the same muscle again ( read up on Hypertrophy)

dont hit the same muscle 2 days in a row. make yourself a program to hit them at the minimum every other day.

does the 48 hour rule apply to cardio or is that only 24 hrs?
