No, moderate reps (8 to 12) with a high weight are better for putting on mass. There is absolutely no reason to train with low reps while cutting, and it will possibly result in you losing more strength and size than necessary. You should train the same way you did while bulking, you just won't gain strength as quickly. If you want to burn more calories, try shorter rest periods. Don't do that trendy high rep, low weight shit.
