Get a duffle bag and fill it with a 50 lb bag of gravel, or get two bags and try 75lb and save the 25lbs that is left for latter. I say gravel because sand gets fucking EVERYWHERE, FUCK. You can fuck up with a gravel bag and be like "No big deal, it's gravel" *Sweep Sweep* with sand it's like this cosmic fucking disaster. Put the gravel in 2+ garbage bags before putting it in there. Make it a small duffle bag and you can do lots of weight training movements without worrying about cost (altogether under 20 bucks) and damage to shit, plus you can fall with the bag where as if you fell with with a barbell you would end up with broken collarbones and shit (I mean fall on top of it, I just cleaned a huge bag and got lazy, this is news to me).
