/fit/, I weight 250 lbs. , stand in at 5 Feet 10 inches, and I hate myself. Halp me. I've started taking a fitness class since college has started up since it's required for my major, and I figure that'll help, too.

Currently, I have access to an olympic sized swimming pool, and a gym with various equipment thanks to my university.

Mainly, my biggest concern are my beergut and moobs, otherwise I 'look fine', so to speak- I can bench upwards of 220 lbs., I used to run 3 miles a day, every day, but stopped that. Basically, I want to drop down to 200-ish, and work on building strength and muscle in the process.

starting strength. READ IT.

stop eating like shit. stop feeling like shit. stop looking like shit. don't run everyday. at most you should be doing cardio 3-4 times at most a week. take things slow. gradually build up the intensity. don't rush or you WILL PAY with saggy skin, trust me on this one. consume protein. don't give up.

dude was fit to start, gained tons of weight for the cashmoneyz, then did a relatively quick cut back down to size. elasticity of skin was preserved.

yea well be cause he took seven months. this is the right way to do it. what i meant by rushing was doing cardio like a madman at your size. you would probably look worse.

I don't really 'eat like shit', so to speak, nor do I do cardio like a madman anymore. Back when I did run 3 miles a day, I was around 200-220 pounds, but I also smoked a ton. When I quit, I gained weight, qqqqq. I admit that I tend to binge when I eat, and I've been trying to stop that, but otherwise I don't drink soda- I go through anywhere between 3-8 liters of water a day.

Otherwise, my diet is 'meh'- it's all just home cooked food that my mom throws in front of me(Poor college student, hoo!)

>3-8 liters of water a day

What? Do you ingest a kilogram of salt everyday?
