Rate my meals today: Anonymous
Breakfast: One serving Kashi GoLEAN mixed with two servings of Fiber One Original and a cup of milk. 38g fiber, 26g protein, 350 calories
Lunch: 19g of dark chocolate peanut butter and sugar free raspberry preserve sandwich, bag of carrots, Dannon Light N Fit yogurt, South Beach Diet pudding. 11g fiber, 16g protein, 360 calories
Snack: Kashi GoLean Roll. 6g fiber, 12g protein, 190 calories
Dinner: Two salmon burgers. 8g fiber, 42g protein, 300-320 calories
Total: 63g fiber, 96g protein, 1200 calories.
Stats: Male, 5'4", underageb&, 145 lb. Been losing weight for over five months now, down from 196 lb. Do about 67 min of cardio every day, and lose about 2lb a week.

WHERES YOUR SNACK AFTER BREAKFAST.
LUNCH = PRESERVES, CARROTS, YOGURT, and PUDDING??? DONT SOUND LIKE A DIET TO ME. HAVE A CHICKEN BREAST AND SOME BREAD OR SOME SWEET POTATOS OR A LEAN HAMBURGER.
SNACK 1(SHOULD BE 2)=WTF IS A KASHI ROLL.
DINNER = GOOD FUCKIN JOB, BUT ADD MORE CALORIES
ANOTHER SNACK = PEANUT BUTTER AND COTTAGE CHEESE

but on a serious note 1200 calories is totally sad. You are starving your body and you are catabalising your muscles and not tapping into fat reserves. In order to lose weight safely you need to eat at least 1700 calories a day as a male.

I've come a long way from eating like 700 calories. My nutritionist told me to see her again in six weeks (that was three weeks ago, so three more weeks) when I'll be closer to my goal. I'm assuming she'll raise my calories more then, but she said I'm fine for now.
