Sup samefag from yesterday, i couldnt find any of the "documentation" anon was talkin about so im still at a random choosing, i did the ab ripper x, its pretty intense. Also i slipt on my diet with some sausage links, but im not really overweight im just not lean. Also i really want my abs to show any advice to do on top of the ab ripper x? Can i do it more then once cause its really short or just add more reps?

So you did one round of ARX and want more? Your on day 2 man, you do it 3x a week, and some ab stuff in yoga, that's more than enough. It worked fine for me.
