Dear /fit/,Joining the army (Britland) in 6 weeks. I was in pretty decent shape until Christmas where I slacked like a mofo and stopped doing excercise. I've now developed a somewhat small but annoying beer belly from excess alcohol and no excercise. I want to lose it in 6 weeks. Balanced diet is balanced and I'm cutting alcohol out til I lose this excess weight. What is the best way for me to do it? My pre-Xmas fitness "regime" was bi-daily hour long steady runs and a weekly 3-mile best effort which seemed to keep me in shape. Would starting this again be the best way to lose ma belly?Picture unrelated.
