Right now I weigh in at 280. By July I hope to be down to 200 even, 175 would be ideal. I don't have the time for a heavy work out routine, but I have the budget for a very healthy diet.

Help me work something out?

I hope you're joking. You should expect to be below 240 by the end of July.

Fuck. Shouldn't expect.

And half an hour a day will make a world of difference. Get a Tae Bo tape or something and do that instead of watching getting on 4chan.

Ok, here's an honest reality check for you, and if you've got the guts to do it you will come close, but no way you're gonna be losing 80 pounds in three and a half months, short of surgery. I'd say if you gave 100% of your heart and soul, you could lose 50 pounds. It's not impossible, and people have done it safely. It's just super fucking hard, and it sounds cliche but being able to do it will be a life changing experience.

First, look up Velocity Diet on google. It's on a website called T-nation. They whore a lot of their products for every little thing but since they give out good, sound, nutritional and fitness advice I tend to forgive them. A lot of good, no nonsense articles there. Read about the diet, follow it super strictly, and cycle it three times, with one or two week transition periods in between.

Second, shut the hell up about not having time for working out. EVERYONE has time to work out. Unless you're working 18hrs a day and sleep like 4 hrs a night because you absolutely must, you have time to work out. Weight training is the absolute most effective way for very overweight people to lose fat quickly and effectively and build the muscles to keep em off. You're not gonna become super huge and buff out of nowhere, that takes years of discipline and constant dieting. You don't become swoll by accident, unlike what a lot of people here and the public in general seem to think whenever they think of weight training.

continued:

If you work your fucking ass off, don't cheat, and do everything right, you might be able to get down to 230, even 225 even. Think averaging 3-4 lbs of fat loss a week (this will be a lot higher at first because the more fat/heavier you are, the more effectively your body tries to get rid of it at first). Either way, even if you don't get down to your goal weight of 200, you'll look like a completely different person anyway and you'll at least know you got what it takes to persevere for the rest of your life to become fit, and STAY fit.

Just don't give up, and just remember if you're gonna do it you GOTTA FUCKING DO IT. It's all mental. Understand, that being fit and healthy is not quick, it's not easy, and in a sense it sucks. It takes longer, you need to work harder, and the reward of doing it till the end is so much greater than you can possibly imagine. So good luck to you, and even then I'm sure you may scoff at the intensity or idealistic tone of my post (I'm sure there must be a ton of you laughing at this), I do hope you go through with some sort of physical transformation and change yourself for life.
