Hello /fit/
Pretty boy here looking for some fitness advice. I'm 6'4" and 150 lbs. I think I'm close to underweight but don't really know. As far as diet goes- very little meat, lots of greens, grains, milk. I've wanted to get in better shape for a while, and I figured I'd ask. I have very little body fat, but I don't look like an Auschwitz child. I do have SOME muscle definition (as in I can see abs, pecs, biceps clearly in a mirror).

As far as exercise goes- I run once every (very early) morning for 2.5-3.5 miles. I don't really care about the physical effects of this, as it's mainly for fun. I am however worried that I get next to no upper body exercise. I'm looking to get a bit more definition in everything above my waist.

So my question is- what are some good exercises for upper body that can be done without gym equipment? I have some basic fitness stuff from a family member- 15, 20, 25, 30 lb dumbbells, jump rope, and my well used running shoes of course. Any dietary changes I should make as well?

Pullups, eat more dairy, eat more meat. No pullup bar? Look around the house, look for a tree, im sure you can find something to use

easy down on the running, chances are you will burn muscle tissue

eat more, lots more, just not too many fats
but you will have to go to the gym for upper body exercises
