Hey /fit/Twice weekly I have fight training (45mins MMA, 45mins, KB/Muay, 45Mins BJJ), but I also train 5x5 3x other days.I'm often pretty out of gas before training, what do you suggest as a good pre-workout meal/drink/supp to keep me raring to go throughout the training when i'm tired?Should I just eat well and maybe try caffeine? A pre-workout shake?
Eat some carbs like 45 mins before. Also do more long runs.
