Is it good for your body if you work out twice a day?I am thinking of working out in the morning (7-ish) and again at 3-ish.Would this be good at all? Should I use light weights one time then heavy? Or is it even a good idea at allAlso, I have a good amount of muscle (can do 15 pull-ups, bench 160, squat about 220) and I'm 5' 4" and 120 lbs if those stats help anything at all.pic not related, but awesomethanks in advance
You need to give your muscles time to rest.
Also, what if I did lets say, chest in the morning, legs in the afternoon for example. Would that be bad or would I not have energy for it?oh forgot to add I prefer strength over mass.
