Hey OP, what you have is ABSOLUTELY normal. I've been lifting consistently for about 6 years. I still remember my first bicep workout back when I was in high school: dumbbell bicep curls and preacher curls. The next day, I looked like a mummy because I was not able to fully extend my arms past 90 degrees. It went away after about 5-6 days. You're body is just getting used to the strain. I would suggest taking some aspirin or bengay if the pain is that unbearable. Otherwise, just man it up. You'll be able to lift harder and more in the future without so much pain. First time's always a bitch.
