So /fit/, i don't understand how some one gains fat, and how someone loses fat.I am a male, 17, 5'11'', 170 pounds and around 23 body fat %, Is dropping down to 20% or even 18% reassonable goal by the end of the summer?Also how would i do it? I am doing a strength training program, mark rippetoes 5x5. But is there anything less extremely i could do, or just basically anything i could do. I really want to lose it on my face and stomach but i know you can't place fat burn.thanks.tldr; How do you lose fat, i want to go down from 23% to 18% in 3 months.
