Hi /fit/. I'm going to start lifting but I need weights. Logistically I can't get to a gym often enough to follow a regime. Should I buy kettlebells or a barbell? What weights should I go for initially? I've got a pretty good base of muscles (relative to never having trained) and I'm probably around 220 pounds.
barbells and dumbbells imo
Any more specific advice? What should I be paying? What's a good set of weights to start with?
