I'm obviously looking for stuff that doesn't require any equipment.

My recommendation based on what I do is :

Do more stuff on the pull up bar

- chin ups
- leg ups ( if that's what you call them )

then you alternate the grip width, try to hold your legs in a L position, progress to holding L position while doing pull ups/chin ups ( where I'm at currently)

also do handstand push ups against the wall

try doing more kinds of push ups

- diamond push ups ( not really my favourite )
- dive bomber push ups ( look up google )

I also look up the strength exercises on the gymnastic body forum, like the frog stand.

Wall sits wouldn't hurt

ooh good idea with the pull ups. I haven't really been doing a whole lot with pull ups. Thanks!

also, i do all sorts a variations on push up (sometimes even just random hand placements xD)

also i don't need a wall to do handstand pushups ;D
it might be why I'm lacking in the pullup department. I've been doing LOTS of handstands lately.
primarily because I don't have a pullup bar in my living room, but I do have a floor in my living room xD

Burpees (the kind where you do a pushup + a jump and knee tuck). You can jump to a bar and do a pullup, if you are extra macho.

Google 'Prison workout burpees' for more info.

No. Two will suffice.
