If you've just gone from a shitty high calorie diet to the one you described, it's totally normal.
I can retain up to 10 lbs/5 kg of weight (neither fat nor muscle) and lose all of it within 4-8 days if I play around with my food intake and fluid levels.
Food volume contributes, but more specifically glycogen which is stored carbohydrate in the body gets "soaked up" into your bodily tissues (organ and muscle) and can cause massive weight gain in a short time, as well as water gain from the increased carbohydrate.
It's a normal loss. You can expect it to slow down now. Don't forget to readjust your calorie intake the more you lose it.
