Question, sometimes i get this random sharp stabbing pain in the left side of my chest. It will happen at the peak of a breath. Sometimes as I'm breathing in I can feel it about to happen so I'll stop my breath midway and proceed to take a few short breaths after that then brace myself for it and breath in all the way then AH hurts like a bitch then it goes away. Does /fit/ know what this is?

Angina. I get it too; we can enjoy our coronary artery disease together. That or it's just spasms...vasospasms...in your coronary arteries.

I used to get this along time ago, when I was 16.

Basically, it's from leaning over in your chair too much, it crunches your chest muscle, thus doing all types of wacky shit.

My doctor though I had chest problems, but when I figured out I was slouching all day, I fixed it and a month later it completely went away. I'm 20 years old now and have not had any chest pain since.

Just make sure that it's your chest thats hurting, not your heart/lungs.
