hello /fit!

I'm a 5'9'' 129lb (on average) guy who is noticeably skinny.

My average daily diet is a small breakfast, with periodic meals... many times being either fruits or salads, and some small snacks. It needs work.

My average daily activity level is pretty low as well, i get up and go to work in the produce department of a grocery store, where I have to chance to lift some boxes and pull heavy pallets, and keep somewhat active, but after that, i pretty much just sit around all day.

I want to take steps to improve my lifestyle, but nothing too drastic (unless it's required i guess) so i can be of a more average and healthy looking weight.

I can't afford weights, and I have a VERY poor appetite, which makes eating large meals extremely difficult for me.

What should I do?

Every morning go running for an hour prior to eating breakfast. You can find cheapo cheap cheap weights on craigslist or a friend or something. Work up appetite, chow lots and lots of pasta and protein shakes, since I assume you can't afford steak.

eat healthy, high nutrient foods like nuts, avocados, lots of olive oil on foods.
