hey /fit/

I need a new full workout routine and Brad Pitt's Fight Club routine looks interesting (ironic to the message of the movie lol)

Anyone have other similar routines, maybe dumbbell focused? you're welcome to post any full routine you have.

Movie workouts are fun to look at but almost never feasible for someone with a normal schedule. Do you really think you're going to be able to hit the gym every single day? Or eat 6-7 meals of precisely regimented nutrients? This is pro builder shit, I'd suggest something a little less intense.

It always did bother me that his whole purpose was to denounce materialism and vanity, yet he's super cut and dresses in expensive, sharp clothing.

He's not buff though. I mean, you could argue that his build could practically be attained through diet and moderate activity... which doesn't go against the movie's theme, I guess.

Obviously he did work out... but he doesn't have a 'gym body'

I'm not sure where that gimped version of the routine came from, but it's seriously cut down compared to the original.

As far as the book goes, Tyler goes to gyms and hotels and claims things from the lost and found.
