I need advice on stretching. I've recently started running and generally becoming more confident with my body, but I feel that stretching would help give me better form and general help with all physical activities.
Recommend stretches/stretch routines, please?
Is there much more I can do that just stretch in the morning and at night? Should I stretch more times throughout the day?
