When was delicious milk bad for you?

milk is very hard to digest. Lots of people cannot drink it because they get problems. I have switched to soy milk which takes a bit getting used to but is much healthier.

I drink high-fiber cow milk.

Reindeer milk. It has 6x more fats and lipids than human milk.

I prefer drinking cow milk. I always drink it moderately. I have no problems drinking it.

I'm allergic to cows milk and I've tried soy, rice and oat milk.

In order of taste
Oat>Soy>Rice

There's a reason that all other mammals stop drinking it when they reach a certain stage in development. Don't you think it's odd that humans are the only ones that continue to drink it (and milk that comes from entirely different species, too)?

Milk is for children.

I've heard that goat's milk is the healthiest. Not sure if that's true or not, but I do know that good goat cheese is really delicious.

Bad goat cheese tastes like goats smell though, and that's bad.

How many species of animal do you know that have the same brain/weight ratio as humans? Humans need all that extra protein and lipids to keep regeneration brain cells. (Inb4 brain cells aren't generated. How the fuck does a little babies brain then grow into an adult one? And in adulthood we learn new skills and make new memories all the time).

Also, how many species of animal intentionally build themselves up to twice their normal size? (I'm talking bodybuilders here). It's all about what the body needs. An average coach potato probably doesn't need to drink milk, and therefore shouldn't. Someone with the need for the extra nutrients, i.e are excercizing, bulking up etc should probably drink milk.

I doubt an adult needs milk as much as a baby, but some adults can still benefit from drinking it.
