Alright /fit/ dumb question here.

I'm a vegan and all I eat is corn chips and veggie dogs and sometimes canned soup. But mainly corn chips. Goddamn I am sick of chips.

So I'm going to start cooking meals for myself - brown rice, veggies, tofu, etc. Only problem is that I need to be able to count calories at the same time. For those of you cooking with raw veggies and stuff how do you keep track?

Also, if I want to lose weight should I be worried about the fat, carbohydrate, protein breakdown or just worry about the number of calories?

Why do you want to count the calories of vegetables? What's the point? Get as much of those fuckers as possible!
