Also, at 350, you're either not doing HIIT correctly or you're not doing HIIT correctly. With that weight, HIIT shouldn't be possible. You should just stick to brisk walking or swimming if you don't have a problem with public humiliation (like I do). Maybe bicycling if you can do it. I'm not too sure on the weight staying the same. It could be the muscle and fat theories above, but then again, it's pretty farfetched that the weight hasn't moved at all; especially with all the pant size decreases.
