DO MOAR SQUATS YOU SAID....I have been weightlifting for a few years, and it has been going pretty well. 8 days ago I decided to try something different because i didnt have access to weights, so I did ONE set of something called hindu squats.Hindu squats are a bodyweight exercise similiar to the free squats I did to superset normal squats. I figured that too many squatz were never enough, so I did that single set until my knees buckled. (idk around 300 repititions)I expected to be sore but it has been 8 days. I was fully healed before the squats and have been severely sore since. My protein intake has been high like always to rebuild the muscle i tore.Anyone know wtf is going on? Squat overdose?
You need more squats.

Hindu squatz? meditate and pray to Vishnu for recovery
hindu squats stretch your muscles out more than regular squats which is probably why you're still sore.
