I am starting working out tomorrow but I still don't have a set routine in place as I don't fucking know where to start. All I get is an arguement over 5x5 vs 3x10, FB's vs Splits etc. The bottom line is this: I am a skinny ass fucker. I have no visible muscle and I am tall and lanky. My chest is flat and my arms are like fucking twigs.

Please can someone offer me some proper genuine advice on a decent workout I can do. I want to do a full body routine 3 days a week preferably

3x10 squats
3x10 BB bench
3x10 pull-ups
3x10 BB curl
3x10 military press
3x10 ab roller

do this thrice a week.

you can still fuck up if you don't eat enough.

Full body routine, HST specifically, from Thinkmuscle.com, when you get more advanced.

But you must be shown the technique first. I was lucky enough to have my brother around to show me the basics. From there it was asking people in the gym how to do certain exercises, but your best bet would be a qualified and recommended personal trainer.

Good luck, remember, your fastest growth phase is your first month, which is encouraging, but dont give up if your results start tapering off...

Yeah, you'll really want to focus on meat, but make sure you don't neglect the fruits and veggies either. And like everyone has said, go heavy. As long as you have a solid routine, it'll turn into muscle, not fat. Cakes, ice cream and shit is harder to turn into muscle, but it can still be done, I guess. Not like at this point it would really hurt you too much if you're a twig boy.
