Shakepros : it didn't taste bad. no, I won't use milk. If I have a leftover bottle sometime, I will use that though.
Dietfags : god. the biggest advice is to decrease energy in, and increase energy out. this means success. and i've done that.
also, I am very lazy. I have fuck all motive to cook food for myself, because, like 50% of anon, I live alone, and am a social monster (i hate people). I got no one to cook for. I haven't reached the amount of self love that makes me motivated to go "Hmm, I feel like expending effort to create a cullinary delight for myself!" Before protein powder, I ate pre cooked chicken breast from sainsburys. Before that, it was bread sandwiches and soup. Before that, it was burritos and sandwiches. before that, it was kebabs and pizza. So please believe me when I say that, for the moment, this is correct. Because goddamnit, I know it's not ideal, but at the moment, we aren't at ideal. We're at the metamorphisis, and we are changing. but I am still in the cocoon. I am not a butterfly, but I am not a caterpillar either.
Besides, I think this will help increase my metabolism.
