Drink as much vinegar as you had alcohol, and olive oil to cancel the caffeine. Drink this shit after working out.
Caffeine has no or negligible calories AFAIK.Alcohol has 7 kcal/gram.Any excess calories are converted to fat, regardless of source (alcohol, carb, fat or protein).Burn fat however you like to burn fat. It's all the same.
