dear /fit/ whats some good exercise's to lose fat and gain muscles in your abs?

i'm an average person with average meals.i just can seem to lose this fat around my stomach.

help me /fit/.

Crunches are an excelllent compound lifting routine to do.

You can easily spot reduce all ab flab and gain massive amounts of muslce around your core from crunches alone. Also you will see gains in other areas like your arms and back. 5x5 crunches 3 times a week.

idk about "spot reducing fat", but back in Cross Country (where we ran 5-7 miles a day), by the end of the season almost all fat around our stomachs were gone (even us chubbier runners)

1)ab wheel: strenghtens and works your abs like you would not believe
2) running/cycling/other cardio you can do at high speed and high endurance. Basically go as far as you can, as fast as you can.

Also, reduce the calories you take in, particularly in carbohydrates: EAT LOTS OF VEGGIES AND BEANS AND PROTEIN!

give it some time, and you'll get there. BE DILIGENT!
