Hey /fit/, I'm fat and or skinny, and want to lose weight and or get ripped. Instead of basic google or lurking or reading the other 50 threads about this. I want my own thread.

How do I lose weight without eating well, doing cardio, and following 6 days off, 1 day on exercise routine.

Also how exactly do you LIFT HEAVY and what are SQUATZ.

P.S. I don't want to get muscular, I just wanna get toned. Huge guys make me sick.
