Eat 500 Cal less than that to lose weight healthily.
Remember: Cals should come from 20%protein (less should be ok if you don't lift, which I REALLY doubt you do) 20%-30% fat the rest comes from carbs
1g of protein = 4Cal 1g of carbs = 4 Cal 1g of fat = 9 Cal
