dear /fit

i want to get wasted. normally this isn't an issue, the thing is i just got back from a fairly strenuous work out about an hour ago. would getting sloshed have detrimental effects, or lessen the effect of my workout? thanks for any serious replies

As long as you have enough protein you should be fine
