/fit/, I am so tired of being fat. I can't seem to stop eating shitty foods, not only because I'm bored but because it just tastes so damn good. I know that if I start getting on a program that I can lose the weight.

My question is very simple, I need to lose about 100 pounds as fast as possible while bulking up on muscle at the same time, what is the best way to do this in terms of time per day and days per week?

First off, you aren't going to bulk up and lose weight at the same time. The very notion is ridiculous. If you want to lose the weight, do cardio every day. Run for a half hour, run for an hour, just do something. Don't eat shit foods, don't eat something that is readily made for you. It's as simple as you think it all is, but more difficult in actually doing. Also, think positive, negative thoughts will seriously derail you and are as bad for you as fast food.

The majority would recommend you bulk then cut. I, however, would think that you should cut first. The results will propel you to go further and allow you to stay on your routine. You can bulk later.

3.) Self determination/drive to reach your goals

This might sound like bullshit, but it's actually true. When I committed to losing weight and building a decent body, I stopped eating hot pockets and mini-pizzas and appreciated the taste of fresh vegetables, grilled chicken, salads, yogurts, etc. Once you convince yourself that unhealthy junk food is disgusting, the rest will come. It won't come easily, but proper diet really is the first step.
