So, after wearing many parts on my bicycle out after considerable use this summer I've switched over to running almost entirely for my late night 'get out of the house/blow off steam' activity. It took a couple weeks for the different muscle groups to build up, but now I can do a quick 5-7 miles without being sore the next day.
But, a new problem has arisen - how best to deal with chafing between the thighs? Anything other than buying gay crotch-hugging shorts?
