Hi /fit/I started working out a few weeks ago and I've always been underweight. I want to put weight and muscle on. I currently weigh 129.8 lbs, or 59kgs. I have been goingto the gym 3-4 times a week and can currently bench 45kgs.The other day I really pushed myself. I worked my abs, chest and arms. On top of this, I have been eating a lot more food (healthy food) then normal. My stomach feels like shit. I think I have a great deal of lactic acid built up in my system. Either that or I am eating to much. I keep burping and my stomach is hurting.What are your suggestions? Is this normal?
Also, It's 1am and I'm going to eat some more. I'm thinking of making bacon and eggs. Good idea?
