I am currently cutting and I have to ask: does feeling hungry mean I'm losing weight or is it just a feeling?

And I'm not talking about a craving, I'm talking about stomach pain hungry.

So far:
Morning: Cereal/Milk
Next three hours: Two tacos and some fig newtons.
Next three hours: Apple.
And my next three hours will be a bowl of veggies.

Pardon the tacos, my family sprung that on me.

No. Feeling hungry means your body wants more food. It has nothing to do with losing weight as such. However, usually when people cut their regular food supply, they will lose weight(and because it is not what their body was used to, they will feel hungry).

tl;dr; It's dumb to try to lose weight by not eating, you should instead excercise.
