sup /fit/, I got some strange pain at the kidney area. Am I fucked?

Might be anything. Did they occur after doing rigorous exercise? If it just happened instantly for no reason, might go away. If it persists, go see a doctor.

Minor idiopathic pains are normal, unless they persist for a long time or are extremely severe. I'd wait a couple days, but if it gets worse or doesn't go away, then it's time for a doctor's visit.

Didn't do anything today. It feels kinda like someone is clenching them in their fist. Also I'm pretty sure I've felt this thing before on several occasions but never during day.

Do you drink enough water everyday?

I remember not too long ago my father had pain in that area. It turned out to be cancer and he died in two months.

Too much of anything is bad for you. If you're drinking lots of milk and not getting enough food, say stuff with iron, you might be deficient. Just because you like it and it's good for you, doesn't mean you should overload.

Commonsense pplz.

"Common sense has long held that consumption of too much calcium could promote the development of calcium kidney stones. However, current evidence suggests that the consumption of low-calcium diets is actually associated with a higher overall risk for the development of kidney stones."

Well it's not like I'm drinking 5 liters of milk per day or anything, I just drink it more than water. Besides other than this strange sensation that doesn't happen that often I*m perfectly fine so I don't think I have any kind of malnutrition going on.
