Hello /fit/!I was just wondering.. Are there any good apps for Windows to help me keep track of my intake/disposal of calories and so on..What do you guys use?

fitdayyou can find the downloadable version on RS, but it wont let you set goals to gain weight (fuckers)
I personally just use a text document, but like the guy above said you can pirate fitdays downloadable program.
