so don't do them?
first, by doing a hand stand, you're flipping your body's normal condition. too much blood goes to your head, and you've raised you blood pressure.
next, you're increasing you physical exertion level, making your heart work harder and increasing blood pressure more.
finally, you're not breathing correctly. you're straining to push the weight up while holding your breath and, yup, increasing your blood pressure.
result, the blood takes the easiest way out which is to rupture capillary walls, and you end up with some nice temporary blood freckles.
stop doing these or learn how to breathe correctly.
