So what's is a good general outline for meals throughout the day? For example: Would a heavier meal, like chicken, be best in the evening or in the afternoon, and just having something lighter in the evening. Are big breakfasts the way to go? Any advice is appreciated.

Your evening meal shouldn't be heavy, since it's eaten close to sleep (a long period of inactivity). A lot of people suggest big breakfasts, but I prefer a large lunch. That's probably because I can't eat much when I wake up, though.

your body is more equipped to handle more calories earlier in the day, so make breakfast your most calorie dense meal. Chicken doesnt have to be a heavy meal. you can cook a chicken breast and have an apple and bam, there's a meal.

Stick a healthy dose of oatz and/or squatz in there somewhere, and you'll be set
