Because you're probably not going to (and don't want to by the sounds of it) gain much more mucle at sucha low percentage, up your reps to 15 or so, and every morning on wake-up, have a whey protein shake (25g), 300mg caffeine pills, and 1-2L of water. wait 30 mins and do HIIT/cardio.
This works via cell pumps trying to maintain the body in homeostasis while in a hypotonic solution.
