Hey /fit/, Im mostly exercising on my elliptical (an hour a day or so) + some minor pull-ups/push-ups after/before the workout. I dont eat THAT much, but sometimes i might eat a chocolate bar or two. (some days i might have just lunch and dinner and nothing else)
So is the elliptical thing any good to keep my shape up? (not much muscles or anything, just trying to not get fat) And will it improve my endurance at least a bit?

If you have a caloric deficit you lose weight, if you have a surplus you gain. Keeping a balance is what you want.
