Okay /fit/, I'm looking to pick up a piece of equipment to add some cardio-type work to my routine. Should I go for a mini-stepper or one of those mini-bike things that I can use from my desk? Thanks in advance.
I wouldn't depend on it since I've never heard of them, but those mini bike things look interesting...I'd still run at least 2-3 times a week on top of that though, but the bike doodad seems like it may have promise. Sauce on that?
