Sup /fit/I've got a problem;It's been 2 days since my last training and I need to go again today according to my schedule.Problem is my body is still soar from last time (soar as in hurts like hell).1. Does this mean I'm not eating enough proteins?2. Should I go work out today ? Can't immagine breaking down muscles that are allready broken being of any use...thxPic unrelated
