Today was my ass to ground squatz day and I squatted:
100kgs in every set:
1x6 reps
1x8 reps
1x10 reps
1x12 reps
1x15 reps

Whaddya think? Should I up the weights next time?

The last set was about to kill me - but I got through them ;)

You should be doing rep ranges... ie 3 X 8-12.. if you can get to the twelfth rep and do it with ease, it's time to uyp the weight.

When you lower the amount of reps, you should try increasing the weight each time.

If you can squat 100 kilos 15 times, you should be doing something nice and heavy. Maybe closer to 125 or 130.
