Hey /fit/.
I have narrow shoulders, a thin upper body, and 27 inch waist with 29-30 hips.
What can I do to bulk up my upper body so that I don't look like a girl?
Especially the shoulders.
in b4 weights, is swimming rigorously a good idea?
