So after a summer of playing WoW a lot, I've put on some weight and school is coming up pretty quick. I would like to lose 10-20 pounds, but i have a problem with exercising. I'm too embarrassed to go to a public gym, plus they cost money that i don't have, but i also lack any exercise equipment in my home. So what is a way i can get some good exercise other than mowing my lawn every other week? I think running daily may be my only option, but I'm still afraid people from my school might see me and laugh about it.

Your expert opinions please?

If you're going to put on weight playing videogames, at least pick a good one.

Anyway, either running or swimming would be best. If you play sports, do that. Also, eat healthier. I won't go into all the details because you can find it by lurking. And who gives a fuck if people from school see you?

Running will do it, but make sure you start out slow. Also, if you're as out of shape as I imagine, than doing it daily is going to kill you. Seriously, if you're starting out, doing it daily is the best way to burn out in a week flat.

ok ok ok, so you have low self esteem and cant go to a gym becuase you dont want people to think poorly of you since there all BIG LIKE GOKU. Well then do everything you can at home. Crunches, sit-ups and alot of Cardio, lift weights and eat healthy. Dont have weights? fill a fucking box with shit and lift that with proper form, get a sandbag and fill it up and shit. its all good and before you know it your like BAM not as big as goku

Well hi there, /fat/.
It's my first time over here and I'd like to ask you a question.
I am, what people call, a fatty. Lucky that I'm just overweight, not very FAT. I mean, I can make situps and stuff easily, without my belly interfering.
I am about 168cm high and my weight is about 78kg. I am 17 years old.
So the question: what exercises should I do to lose weight and build up muscles (my main fat problems are the belly and my tits, so I'd like to get rid of them)? I'd appreciate some good advice.
