So I like oolong tea. I'm also a fan of pomegranate/acai berry juices. As I understand, both are good sources of antioxidants. Hooray.But which is better? The oolong tea or the juice? And just how much do antioxidants matter?
The tea is better because it's not full of sugar. But antioxidants are most effective when you mix many different types.
