I've gone from 136 lbs to 120 through diet and exercise, but I still look kinda flabby (I'm a shortfag). I don't really care about losing weight at this point, since I'm in the healthy range, but I really want to tighten up to look my best. I've been keeping up my regimen, but I haven't seen any difference for the past couple months. What are some good exercises to help give me some definition on my belly and cut fat on my thighs? inb4 SQUAATZZ, doc says I'm stressing my knees too much as is

I currently do 30-45 minutes of running 7-8 mph every day and do 40 minutes of weight training every other day. Weight training includes mild leg extentions (~5 sets of 15 at 25 lbs, recommended by my physical therapist), weighted crunches, seated rows, butterflies, and bench press.
