i'll admit it
i usually do about two sets of curls even though i told myself i'd only do compound exercises.
squatz, military press, bench press, pull-ups, leg lifts, dips...and what the fuck do you call it? where you bend your knees slightly, lean over and pull the bar to your chest. works your back. some kind of row. whatevs.
i end up doing the curls when i'm in the rack following the military press.
