hello /fit/, I'm about 5'11", maybe 200 pounds. I know this is the health and fitness board and everything but I actually don't care about being healthy or fit. I'm only interested in losing a we lot of weight as fast as possible so I can go to the beach without looking like a fat shit. I've cut down my eating to one meal per day and I try to consume around 700 calories or less each day to make it easier to lose weight, is this a good idea? I ask is this a good idea in terms of weight loss, not health, not fitness, but weight loss. I damaged my knee to some degree making excersize difficult and extremely painful but I'm willing to walk on the treadmill for about 20-30 minutes per day if it helps me lose weight faster. so will this help me lose weight fast? I need to lose my man boobs and my ass fat

Lift some weights.
Not a whole lot.
Muscle burns fat.
Try to eat somewhere between 10-20 grams of fat a day.
It's not how little you eat, but the content of your food.
Eat healthier.

If you want to loose weight, you'll have to do it the hard way. There is no easy, "unhealthy" way to loose weight.

Also: You're not doing it right. Eating so few calories would eventually lead to a slower metabolism.
Walking on the treadmill would help, yes.
