I started coming to /fit/ about three months ago. Back then I was 150lbs. Now I'm 126. I don't know if I'm doing HIIT right, though. Basically, I don't know if I'm doing maximum-intensity, but I still end up panting afterwards and have done up to 15 minutes of walk then sprint HIIT.

I have some abs now, so even if I'm unsure, as long as I've lost weight properly, I'm doing it right, right?

Shouldn't that be a question you ask and answer yourself?

I mean, it's not like your asking if your spine should look this way or that way, all you've stated are some pretty decent results. But if you're a dude, you're underweight.

I have my abs. No kidding. And I have muscle. I'm not bulking up, though.
