Drinking juice is a good way of cleaning your system, but you'll be losing out on other nutrients and fiber by not eating solid food. I have a feeling that your problems stem from the TYPE of solid food you eat and not solid food as a whole. Try juices and whole vegetables first. If you see an improvement, bring in some solid lean protein (chicken breast, tuna). Of course, seek the advice of a medical professional just in case.

Are you the same fag from /ck/?

You'll lose alot of weight, you'll gain it back, and then some. You'll feel horrible and hungry all the time. Quit trying to cut corners, fatty.

Expect to lose lots of weight in the form of MUSCLE. If thats ok with you, then by all means do it. But don't complain to /fit/ when you become a frail little bitch.
Also you might want to take a multi vitamin and a whey protein supplement. You will most likely be lacking b12, iron, protein, zinc, and calcium.

Fat and protein are REQUIRED FOR YOU TO LIVE.
There is none in juice. Need I say anymore?
