whats some good exersises to burn the rest of this fat after my weight training routine tonight?Cant do burpees anymore because they fucked up my joints, i do about 150 starjumps and variations normally but they do fuck all.Pushups burn fat? calisthenics's? running on spot etc?chuck me a bone fit.
run outside for at least 30 min ?
Calisthenics / Jump rope / Running / Shit like that.
Get a 50lb sandbag. Find a staircase. Hoist the bag onto your shoulders and walk up and down the staircase until you want to puke. Do that every other day for a year and you will be a monster.
