/fit/,Ever since I got back from my deployment last October I've been in a serious rut as far as cutting and cardio work goes. I've decided to finally get off my ass and get back into the grind. I'm going to go for the first month without the help of supplements- kind of get my run times up and ease back into ab workouts, but after that I'm looking into thermogenic fat burners.Does anybody have a good suggestion? I've heard HEAT is a good one. And don't worry about my dieting, I have that covered.I will not try Animal Cuts though, apparently it contains guggulsterone and after reading up on it, I'm wondering if it actually had any negative effects on my muscle gains.
