sup /fit/ overeater here finally kicking the habit.

3 days sober, hot flushes, headaches and voices in my head telling me to consume everything in sight despite had already eaten. am I bad enough dude to kick the habit?

It's possible.
You should try running.
Also eat small snacks between meals to get your metabolism going.
My snacks are granola bars, and celery + peanut butter (Which is SUPER WIN)

Hey OP.
I also ate everything in sight, but I wasn't overweight or anything.
I started coming here and started running (Google Couch to 5k Podcast, if you have a hard time getting started).
Also I do pushups, situps, etc... on the days that I don't run.
Also watched a movie that kinda got me motivated even more hehe.

tl;dr You can do it.
