Hey /fit/.My sister is coming over because she wants me to help her get in shape. I'm planning on just making her do the same type of exercises that I do. I have free weights, and I basically stick to compound exercises and a few body weight exercises. Squats, military press, rows, etc. Is there anything I need to be careful of since she is a girl? She's 36, not fat, probably very out of shape though.
