/fit/I run my own bar from the early hours of the morning to the late hours of night. I spend my days walking around the room with orders or just standing at the register. I get home late and really only get about 5 hours sleep a day except sunday when i just sleep basically 20 hours.I need some ideas on snack food i can eat. I don't have time to be sitting down for an hour eating grilled turkey and steamed beans. I need shit that i can grab and have in a 5 minute break here and there. I'm not fat but im not skinny either. But I can feel my body quickly aging because of the crap I eat. I'm 19 btw.HALP PLS
