I'm a female (Yeah, I know, shut the fuck up) about 5'6", 150 lbs. I like my curves mostly but I'm tired of being around skinnier girls and feeling inferior all the time. I don't want to lose my shape, but I want to get rid of the flab round my stomach and thighs. Plz recommend exercises/diets to halp me be less jiggly, more pretty, and maintain my curvy-ness.
If you want to be slightly less fat, eat slightly less food and do slightly more exercise.
