Ok /fit/ I have some nice fucking abs, but my obliques and other cores muscles have never gotten any exercise.

So I need some good core exercises that avoid the abs and focus more on the core. So my core can catch up.

I guess those are probably lats (h) and serratus anterior (g). Everbody knows what to do for the former. Presses are good for the latter.

Modified bench press, use dumbells to wiegh your feet down and allow yourself to hang off the bench, then press another (single)dumbell. Never try to involve more than 1 arm and a time and be carefull not to go to muscle failure, as you'll break your back if your abs give out, can aslo do fly press this way.
