I usually do my running exercises in the morning. Should I eat my breakfast before or after my exercises?
I heard on 7chan's /fit/ that eating an hour after your exercise makes your metabolism faster our something like that...

Holy shit. I swear one day that I shall cook myself a breakfast that resembles that picture. I would be that much happier a man if I woke up to that.

Oh, and running before eating will probably help with speeding up the metabolism. Running on steam, as it were.

Personally, I only eat 2 meals a day. Breakfast isn't one of them.

try to limit it to an apple or something small before you run other wise your blood flow will move to you digestive system while your running and could possible give you cramps or make your legs feel extremely weak

yeah. Carbohydrates digest more easily than proteins, and will be absorbed and released a lot sooner.
