I am fat.
And i can't do a (1) pull-up.

So I thought doing push ups would help and it even does (slowly, but I have time). My question is should I do sets (like 3x6 - max for me atm) or should I do as many as I can off the reel?

Also, am I missing something very important exercise which would help a lot more except losing weight?

I can't do any pull-ups. Max pushups i can do are like 2, after those my arms feel like they are going to snap. Fuck I hate being fat.

I've been going to the gym lately, but it's fucking embarrasing to stande next to the buff guys while lifting 10 times lower weights.

I think you must gain a bit of strength BEFORE doing pull ups.

u could do over 9000 push ups and you will never be able to do 1 single pull up b/c these two are different exercises.

Do push ups while supporting yourself at your knees. Don't do full push ups before you can do 10-15 sissy push ups. A friend of mine who weighed a fuck ton almost fucked over his elbow by trying to do push ups when it was clear that a 5 year old has stronger joints then him.

there will always be ppl stronger/richer/prettier than you. deal with it. (except when you become olympic champion setting new world record at the same time, then and only then you are teh best)
