I have a problem. I'm tooo fucking skinny. I really wish to change my appearance in that i want my chest alot bigger, and bigger arms, mainly biceps and forearms. How would i go about doing this with no access to a gym, so workotus that do not require any equipment, ie Situps pushups etc. At the moment i'm relying on pushups, situps and osme shit 3kg weights. Situps do not seem too effective as i can do around 100 before feeling anything, but can barely do 20 pushups without dying.

If you ever get a gym pass, do compound exercises. You aren't going to gain significant mass doing bicep curls.

You asked us how to get larger, not how to stay skinny.

The only way to gain significant muscle mass is to have a calorie plateau, and there is a correlation between how large of a pleateau, and how much mass is gained.

Obviously there are many factors into the equation, but to keep it simple.

Lots of Food + Heavy Lifting = Big Muscles + Fat Gain

But then, you cut the fat off. That's why we bulk and cut. Muscle uses up calories, so it basically melts the fat off when you start eating to create a calorie deficit.

Yeah, and I completely didn't mean plateau, I'm tired, and that doesn't sound right. Whatever the fuck you would call eating more than your body needs.

Just make sure you eat more than you use, but not excessively unless you want to get fat. It depends on your genetics how easily you'll start gaining fat so it's best to figure the optimal calorie excess yourself. Bulking isn't necessary by any means, but it'll make the process a bit faster. Do a lot of squats, bench, pull-ups etc. compound exercises.
