OP againI also read during my research that you shouldn't eat until an hour after you do HIIT. But my whey protein says I should drink it 20 minutes after my workout, so I'm wondering if I should do my lifting, drink protein, HIIT?
Time wise, it's more efficient compared to stead state cardio. And also with HIIT, there is greater post exercise energy consumption when compared to regular cardio.
it's a good thing you came to /fit/, god forbid you actually try some HIIT and see if you lose fat.also, do lifting at one point of the day and HIIT at another (morn & night for example).
