On my third week of Stronglifts 5x5 and bulking.
I try to eat:
176g Protein/day
566g Carbs/day
75g Fat/day

I was wondering what else should I be doing and if my routine is fine right now? I havent been doing any cardio, is this ok or should I be doing some? If so, how much? I was thinking of doing SHOULDERS/BICEPS and CHEST/TRICEPS 2 days a week(off-days) or some forearm exercises because my forearms are fucking sticks. I'm currently doing 5x5 every other day.
Also, what other supplements should I be taking? I just take 100% whey and my multivitam+fish oil tablets. Just curious to the other supplements that I have seen on /fit/ before.

This is what I have come up with for the 2 off-day workouts.

Off Day 1 - Biceps & Shoulders
Standing Barbell Curl 3 x15-12-10
Alternate Dumbbell Curl 3x10
Seated Dumbbell Press 3x15-12-10
Dumbbell Lateral Raise 2x12
Dumbbell Reverse Fly 2x12
Upright Row 2x10

Off Day 2 - Forearms & Triceps
Reverse wrist curl 1x12
Wrist curl 1x12
Close grip bench press 3x15-12-10
Straight bar pushdowns 2x10
Close grip push ups 1x10

no just REST. You're fucking with your own effort. After 5-6 months of 5x5 you'll be a lot stronger and able to lift much heavier dumbells for isolation exercises and get your arms bigger much quicker anyway.
