hola /fit/,
I've got an issue with a pocket of fat on my stomach. It's not huge, nor is there much fat in it, but it's more unsightly than anything. I'm actually in great shape, I get just short of 20 hours of exercise a week. My entire body is really toned; my abs are easily visible. Apart from this little pocket, which happens to be concentrated on the lower 2 abs around and below my belly button, there's barely an ounce of fat on me. I've had this thing ever since I can remember, whether I was a bit on the husky side or in shape. I've been playing AAA hockey this year, as such I'm in the best shape of my life. This little pouch of fat just won't go away, no matter how much I work out. I started taking adderall recently for my ADD, which as many of you know causes some pretty hefty weight loss. I've dropped from 160lbs to 139 lbs since I started taking it. My body fat percentage was around 12%-13% at 160, it's now at about 6-7%. Even after all that weight loss, it's still there. All the areas around it have shed their fat, but it looks exactly the same. Is there anything I can do about this?

I apologize for the shitty phone pics.

It's not a disgusting, hanging, corpulent sack, but it looks disproportionate next to my upper abs.

I was thinking maybe it could be some excess skin.

I don't see anything unorderly in these pics. Your tummy looks good. Wish my tummy looked that good. Whatever it might be, I think it's genetic since you've put so much work on yourself.

I have the same problem, you're screwed.

Maybe it's your large intestine. Or you're pregnant.

As far as I can tell its purely due to a smaller torso.

i'll admit, the issue doesn't look as bad in the pics as it is in real life. I'll take some better quality pics with a good camera later.

As for the weak back comment, it looks ok from behind, but I've been told that same thing by a few trainers. Apparently I have a bad posture that doesn't put my back muscles to use enough, thus the somewhat underdeveloped back muscles. Such is life.

I'm actually interested in this issue as well, the weak back comment is interesting because I too suffer from a weaker lower back, however due to a combination of long femurs and this posture problem you speak of, I am having to work my way up slowly with deadlifts and squats despite having very high bench/pullup numbers.

Funny you should say that actually, because I'm the complete opposite in terms of bodily strength. I have low to mediocre number when it comes to benching, but my squats are great for my size and weight (350lbs max, 5' 8", 139lbs)

Yes, we are def on different ends of the spectrum. 5'10 163 lbs. Your abs look very similar, I'll be posting on this topic later perhaps.
