So /fit/ when I'm benching I notice I feel a sharp pain in my right shoulder, one time it literally just fell apart on me, and I dropped 95lbs on my chest. (atleast 3-4 months ago, my max is now 170)
Anyways, what the fuck is this sharp pain?

Because your form is shitty faggot.

Warm up, faggot.

Your shoulders are most likely flaring bro

When you have the bar down to your chest, you want your elbows tucked in, around 45°.

you could be getting that pain from how you are gripping the bar. general rule is the farther apart your hands are, the more weight your shoulders will be carrying. if you move your grip in closer, you will be putting more of the weight on your triceps which should take away that pressure on your shoulders.

Try warming up prior to.

Try doing 2:1 rowing:benching movements.

You are... rowing... right?
Like (horizontal) T-Bar rows, and bent-over bar-bell rows, and 1-arm dumbbell rows; (vertical) and chin ups, and pull ups, and variations.

Back > chest any day, except on Fridays.

Coaches are not wonders of the natural world.
Unless he looks the part, I would be suspect.
And he should be able to figure out why your shoulder is boscht.

Warm up for BB Bench to 225x5:
45 (bar)x10
45 (bar)x10
135x5
135x5
185x5
185x5
225x5
...

Whooop, see what I did there?

Bar for "pattern" and "groove".
Rest of the movements just avoid anything that looks like hard work. (Serious). You're doing *225x5* as a working set, everything else is BS.
Concentrate on bar speed and form for warm-ups.

More wonders from my mind:

Do some rudamentary rotator cuff work prior to *every* workout.

That sort of shit.

Get your coach to tell you howto/what If he cant. Bone him; he's probably dead sexy.

Could be a lot of things, but thankfully you endowed us with massive amounts of information, and thus, using my massive medical expertise, I have been able to narrow it down to cancer.

Jesus. I would be fucking smoked. You do this with no partner? Fuck.

Oh, interesting.

Your should could be so weak that it's literally "coming out". i.e. you could be particularly prone to dislocations. Fix that shitz quick!

Note: I've never dislocated my shoulders... if you have more than once... you were trying to hard or you have shitty shoulders: see a physio.

Seem to be stuck around there. I even do this for incline.. just hit a platue.

Nut-rollers don't hurt or embarass you that....

...never mind, they do. If you cant go for PRs with a partner, do dumbells or a machine for PRs and transfer to bar-bell.
