Does /fit/ have any books to recommend on nutrition/losing weight? I'm already leading what I think is a relatively healthy lifestyle, I'd just like some extra knowledge when it comes to what stuff to eat.Pic is of what I'm not really interested in: sensational, gimmicky titles.

There was a short book on 100 superfoods, told you what each food was good for and bad for. e.g. blueberries good for eyes, peanutbutter bad for heart. Was fucking amazing, had really easy recipes and shit.
