When doing HIIT on an elliptical machine or a bike, what should be done about resistance levels? Should it be on an option that changes resistance levels every so often, or one that maintains resistance throughout your routine? And if kept on a steady level, should it be a higher level of resistance, or a lower one to provide for the ability to max out more on your high-intensity intervals?
