Let me take you through my meal plan and tell me if it's healthy/advice.

Breakfast:
Cereal-Reeses Puffs
Fruit- Grapes
Snack- Yogurt

Lunch:
PB&J
watermelon (i'm white)
Strawberrys
Tortilla chips (a couple handfuls)
fruit snacks for dessert( the little gelitan things

I just hope for the sake of your health that all that stuff is organic and the water you're drinking is filtered. And NOT from a bottle.

I'd ditch the friut snacks just to be safe.

Fruit Snacks - eat fruit
Reeses Puffs - find something with less sugar and whole grain
PB&J - It's okay but a turkey or chicken or tuna sandwich would be better. Also, jelly is high in sugars. No white bread either.
Tortilla Chips- Snack on some almonds or some sort of nut instead. Even if they're salted/baked they're still okay.

Dinner- I can't really comment on your dinner because I pretty much eat whatever is on the table...whether we get chinese or my dad's girlfriend makes some pasta and meat. It's usually pasta and pork or steak though.
