forgot to mention, i only want abs and maybe some pecs. a little biceps probably wouldn't hurt either. i don't want to bother with other body parts since you can't see the muscles there anyway.

Well, OP... if that *is* your real name... I have only this advice for you: diet and eat protein.

Try the Ultimate Diet 2.0 if you can hack it.

Venuto's BFFM is good, but it's best given to fatties and women. As a guy planning to cut down in a serious fashion from probably 15% bf already, you need a little extra care regarding muscle-sparing approaches than Mr. Venuto provides.

Also, Velocity Diet, if you are into that.

Yeah, if it was that easy, everyone would be ripped, fucktards. Muscles take long to develop, and how ripped you want to be simply depends on the amount of fat you decide to shed. Begin able to maintain a veiny look actually takes a lot of effort, and won't happen by accident.

1. If you're above 15% body fat, keep doing Venuto since your body will naturally shed fat by preference over muscle.

2. If you're below that, but have little muscle to lose, keep doing Venuto.

3. If you're below that, but don't have patience to run a strict diet, Venuto and pray for the best.
