It works really, really well. It's good for fatties losing fat. It's not so great for long term or general. Ketosis works. People bashing it just view it as an easy way out. Also, if you're REALLY fat, don't use it to lose all your weight; you lose faster than what's recommended. Also, don't see how long you can stay on it. It takes about 2 days to kick your body into ketosis, stay on it to lose some weight, but then go off of it for a little bit.
