hello /fit/so i was just wondering im new to all the calorie counting shit but if i were to lose weight by eating 1500 calories/day, would it matter what i eat as long as i dont go over 1500?
calories are calories, whether they come in the form of a salad or chocolate cake.at the same time you want something healthy so that it'll give your body the proper nutrition.
For A while I dieted on apples and then a 700 chicken pot pie for lunch , works great , just make sure you drink alot of water after each meal

my meals today are:tuna fish sandwich. one can divided between two pieces of breadbeef and broccoli tv dinnersugar free pudding for snackgonna bake some chicken breast later but not sure what i'm gonna make with it. corn and green beans maybe.and a banana.
as long as you are creating a calorie deficit your body can maintain, you will lose weight
