Hey /fit/,

I need some help. I used to go to the gym five times a week and work out for at least an hour, as well as eat healthily. I moved house about seven months ago, stopped going to the gym (because I live 120 miles from my old one) and ended up becoming soft.

Now, I haven't gained any weight since moving down here but because I haven't worked out, I'm not at all toned. Problem is, I just can't seem to find the motivation that I once had. I've rejoined a gym but it's just so difficult to get down there and do my work out, even though I enjoy it once I'm there.

I can't seem to get myself back into this pattern of eating super healthily and forcing myself to go to the gym. It seemed to come so easily before.

Has anybody else experienced this lack of motivation? What did you do?

Just do it without thinking about it too much. For me, working out has turned into just another habit like brushing your teeth.

Yeah, that's what it used to be like for me. I'd just go, do my work out, get it out of the way, feel better for it and then forget about it for another day.

I know it's simple but I just can't get into it anymore. I really want to though because I love the fact that I'm getting healthier and looking better.

find a gym with restricted hours. then you HAVE to go at certain times. worked for me kawaii desu ^___^_^_^_^^_^_^

Good idea but I'm with this gym for 12 months now so I have to stick with it!
