No, your lower back muscles aren't like your biceps, they can't be isolated into exclusion. What it seems like you need is more variety to hit all the muscles of your posterior chain. You should be doing deadlifts and squatz as the main exercises already. Your lats run all the way down to your lower back, so start cranking out lots of pull-ups. Hyperextensions for more focus on your erector spinae. Saxon side bends for your obliques. Lateral shuttle sprints for more focus on your gluteus medius and minimus.
