I don't know if you guys have a food like this, but for me, Blue Diamond almonds have a unique ability to cause me to over-consume calories. I always have a hard time stopping when I have a can of them. I always think that they're good for me if I eat them in moderation, but I have a tendency to just eat the whole fucking can in one sitting.So what knocks you guys off of your diet/eating habits that you wish to make permanent?ITT: things that beat you every time... or at least, when you get beaten, the foods that do it to you
