I drank 900-1000 empty calories last night. I loves me some Guinness. Today, I pay for it in sweat. Tomorrow, however, is leg day. I was wondering whether it would be worth running my ass off to clear my head today and hinder my session a little tomorrow, or to conserve myself for squats. What do you think, /fit/?
