I am weak as fuck. I'm a tiny bit heavier than I'd like to be, but I am by no means obese. I'd like to start exercising much, much more, but currently almost any physical activity makes me light headed and sick to my stomach.

Does /fit/ have any suggestions on how to build up stamina gradually?

There ain't no easy way around getting big. If you wanna build up stamina for exercising, then do it 'till you puke. Then do it some more.

Walk and get yourself accustom to long walks.
everyday.
2 miles max
1 mile min.
work up to two miles

Walk and jog.
every other day
jog twice at least.
100 steps at least.
for two weeks
1 mile min
work up to two miles
2 mile max

Walk and jog continued
every other day
jog 4 times at least.
150 steps at least.
for two weeks
1 mile min
work up to two miles.

Do this in the same increments until you can jog 2 miles.

Its ok to take longer. such as spending 4 weeks on a step rather than 2, just don't move down a step.

Use a treadmill if you like and pay attention to how you run or your knees will kill you.

You'll burn fat and build a little muscle.

You might gain weight at first due to developing muscle if you don't have a lot to begin with so don't think it's not working for you.

You will build a large appetite doing this so please try to eat healthily.
