Since learning not to exercise every day for weight training and HIIT (I was going 7 days a week for ~2 hours) I've taken today off to rest up. Are there any light exercises I should do today? I feel weird just hanging out and not doing something.

OP here, I might go to the gym and do thirty minutes of cardio or a light bike ride just to kill some time. Now that I've been on a fitness plan for a month, I don't know HOW I sat here all day.

Don't you have a job? I work 4-5 days a week for about 7 hours each, at a restaurant too so i'm always walking/standing/cutting/moving/cooking, so when I have my days off I'm pretty happy to relax. I lift weights 4-5 times a week too.

Take it easy brah, you need some days of rest.

Ps; go for a relaxing swim or a bike ride outside if you want to do some LI cardio for fun.
