I want to lose the tummy fat I have. What are some effective ways to do that?
Cardio.
cardio (jogging, swimming, etc.) and diet.
And because cardio will remove muscle at times as well I'd suggest getting beyond what you want a bit, and to make sure you're eating properly and not "dieting" with bread and water
