I used to be like 204, I'm like 196 now but that's with no exercise what so ever. I have lots to go and I just started to work out, gonna but a treadmill soon to get that cardio in.

Only things is I'm just not sure what I should eat ( I eat almost anything) but as of late I haven't really had an appetite

first 3-4 months just ate 100% clean and cardio 5-6 days a week
then started lifting alot, bulked for about a month and a half somewhere in the past 3 months and did little to no cardio, in that time which I don't regret but I didn't lose that much BF in that time which is kinda my goal before I totally bulk(GOAL TO GET RID OF TITS)

and in that time I did stronglifts 3 days a week

Now I do a 5 day split mixed with HIIT at the end of my lifting session, it rapes me every day of the week so I take as many contrast showers and ice baths as I can, and sometimes can only do HIIT 3-4 times a week

things your body needs, nothing processed, nothing fast food, nothing fried, no trans fat

for example a day of eating for me is

Breakfast: Oats & Skim milk. 2-3 whole hardboiled eggs

Lunch: 1 of these Chicken, Beef(98-99% fat free), turkey breast(98-99% fat free), tuna out of the can.

Also some sort of veggie

dinner: Fatty protein like salmon or steak but I only have salmon once or twice a week and same with steak, so alot of the time it's just the same thing as lunch.

same as lunch I'll have something like a sweet potato or and always some fiber(greens)

Lima beans, sweet peas, broccolli, carrots, Green beans, lettuce

also make sure to get enough fats if I'm not getting them from my main meal, I use alot of flax oil and extra virgin olive oil, and get fats from unsalted nuts too

pre-bed i have lowfat cottage cheese


rinse repeat been doing this every day

i never could do the 5-6 meals a day thing so I just ate a hueg breakfast and had fruits, nuts for my snacks and that curbed my hunger fine

not OP, but this is happening to me too. I lost like 25 lbs in my first 3 months (190 to 165), doing HIIT/lifting/eating better. Now it's taken me another 3 months to lose another 5 lbs.

3 months or so time difference. Pic on the right was taken this morning, lost weight is somewhere around 20-25lbs, from 220-225 to 198-202

I started working out a little while before the july pic but only started serious training after that point. At that point I weighed about 140lbs. By August 08' I weighed 162lbs. However I moved out in late August and fell sick and now I only weigh 153 lbs. Regardless my lifts have been increasing.

exactly the same place i was 6 weeks ago... yay for surgery and being unable to continue my routine...

currently 152 lbs, used to be 172, now going back to 170 with cleanbulking... will keep you all updated. goal being something similar to GSP.

yeah, the lose skin sucks, but I won't start worrying about it until I get to single digit body fat. I've start up body building to get some muscle to replace the flabby skin. I've only lost about 2-3 lbs per week at an over all total average of 2.5 lbs/week... not too extreme, but I suppose I could have gone slower.
