I know it sounds like a fuckton of milk, it is, but nothing will help you put on mass quicker.

Not sure about pintage... but I think its like 3.8 US litres per gallon.

I was originally trying to drink the 4.5 litres in an Imperial gallon, until I found that a gallon of milk is generally considered 3.8ish.

In the UK we have jugs of milk in litres sizes. So I just aim to drink two 2 litre jugs a day.

It sounds like a lot, but you soon learn to just drink a glass every hour or so.

Yeh it is... but like I said, it isn't that much once you're used to it.

Start off with like, 2 pints a day, and add a glass every day until you're drinking the whole gallon.

You don't have to be too precise, if you're just starting lifting and suddenly drinking a big surplus of milk... you're going to see very rapid gains in size.

I drink a lot of water too... so what I do is, everytime I go to the kitchen to get a glass of water (at least once an hour) I have a glass of milk too. By the end of the day I've made my way through most of the gallon.

The debate is still on the table. Alot of people rag on milk because of its high levels of saturated fats.

Truth is, saturated fats are harmless in a diet low in refined carbs (all the packaged shit) and are nothing but good if you're lifting heavy weights.

So long as you get lots of fruit, veg and water the milk will let you bulk up way past skinny.
