Hey /fit/

I have two goals for the future: 1) Lose Weight and 2) Increase muscle mass. As such, I have some questions that need answering:

1. Should I do both at once? Or concentrate on losing weight, then start a muscle building routine?
2. I'm new to dieting - what should I be eating, and how often? (For both muscle gain and losing weight).
3. New to working out too - what should I be doing for weight loss and muscle gain?
4. What supplements should I consider? When should I take them in relation to a workout?

Do HIIT while doing weights to lose weight.

Doing weights also burns calories and make your muscles stronger.

OP here.

Personal Trainer takes care of 1 & 3, maybe 2 & 4. I'm not hiring a chef, but what about a nutritionist?

Other than hiring people, what does /fit/ recommend? Also, nothing illegal (i.e. no steroids).

Unlimited income meaning if someone highly recommends some supplement or another, I'll probably buy it. Same goes for dietary advice, I can spend quite a bit on healthy food and not worry about it. I can't actually buy a gym or organs or anything, so none of that.

Buy a new body. Preferably the one in your pic.

Use the money from the supplements you're willing to buy to pay for a personal trainer

do plenty of research to be sure that the people you hire know what the fuck they're talking about. there are plenty of fat stupid trainers at the gym I work at.

I suppose a trainer being fat would be one indication of them not knowing shit :)
