How many of you have tried it? And did you get good results?

I watched one of the DVDs at a friend's house. Seems really intense and doesn't require too much equipment. The only thing that's stopping me from getting it is that I'd have to buy a set of dumbells for my house =/

if anyone has a rapidshit or link, I'll pay them a totally awesome series of pics (I'd give porn, but this board is worksafe... and i dun wanna be b&)

for those in the know, the pic series is crecy... a tale of manly fitness and killing of frogs

curious also. Every time I see the infomercial I get a little more convinced I should try it.

...I kinda wish there was a gym near me that offered classes.

google 'crossfit,' it is what they ripped off to make this shit. also it is free and trainers operate gyms where you can do it for little money all over the country.

but you do not even need a gym, you can just do it

Just cycle exercise programs weekly... It's not like theres a shortage of obscure exercises for every muscle in the body. You don't need 50 VHS tapes to do it.

Or make a list of 20 exercises for each muscle group you want to train. Then roll a dice to see which one you get to do on exercise day.

I have this. Its alright. Its really a bunch of cardio warm up exercises followed by weights and a bunch of more exercises. Your really don't need it but it gives you creative ways to workout at home with minimum equiptment.
