start with changing your diet.
this doesnt necessarily mean eating less or 'going on a diet'
it means ditching all the garbage you're currently eating - chocolate, cookies, desserts, treats, chips, soda, fast food - and replacing it with good food. wholewheat bread, oatmeal, veggies, fresh fruit, eggs, nuts, lentils, lean meat.
then......
....wait, just do that first.
