For bed usually 3 hours - 2 hours so you have time to digest it, remove the power bar and replace it with something more nutrious like carrots w/ low-fat dressing, Banana's w/ peanut butter and milk also if thats like all your eating w/ water or w/e drink then thats pretty simple, add some greens with the lunch like a caesar or tuna salad. Shit rox, But seriously more greens.
