Shit, /fit/. Close to 12 months ago, I used to weigh 197 (or around there). As of this morning, I weighed 150.2. A few days ago I weighed 148.4. WHAT THE HELL. Is this two extra pounds of RAGE from too much sodium intake or drinking too many bottled waters because its getting damn hot? The food I eat has not changed this week really.

I normally weigh myself twice a day - once in the morning when I wake up, once after I get back from the gym

Losing weight has made me CRAZY. And I've been trying to take a dump but have failed miserably :(

If your bodyweight didn't fluctuate, THAT would mean something was wrong.

It's natural. Stop being so fucking paranoid.

Yes, indeed. To weigh yourself after workout is useless. At that time you'll have drunk a few liters of water, eaten something etc.

Your weight can NATURALLY jump around at least a kilo from day to day. To make sense of your daily weight measurements read this: http://www.fourmilab.ch/hackdiet/www/chapter1_2_4.html

Only looking at one's weight is the fastest road to anorexia, btw.

you should only be raging if you see yourself getting fatter, not if your weight goes up. weight fluctuates.
