How cool is it to eat fatty foods within an hour after working out?

By that i mean...suppose i get back from the gym, drink my protein, then go out and eat a giant ass burrito for lunch. I'm not trying to lose weight by any means, but i think i heard somewhere that fat slows down the rate at which your muscles absorb the other shit youre eating.

Is this true?

I don't even know where to begin hating you.

Your body needs fat to work, this includes building muscle. I just worked out, had protein, then went to Chipotle. My burrito had 369 Cal of fat, 324 Cal of protein, and 392 Cal of carbs. I'm on a 3000 Cal diet with 20%protein, 20%-30% fat, and 50%-60% carbs. So the burrito that I ate was one of the better post workout meals (especially from a fast food place) I could have.
