these are my 1 rep maxes:
bench - 165
power clean - 165
squat - 185
military - 135
dead lift - 315

my most recent mile time was 7:21
i can do like 5 pull ups

Well you're no god but you're probably much better off than most of the people on this board.

There's obviously much room for improvement. Drop like 10-15 lbs and you'll be in pretty good shape for your age.

haha... i can do 50 pullups, and i know people a few pole vaulters who can do 70+... and i hope you're referring to wide-grip pullups not those sissy chin-ups.
