hi /fit/, I have an extremely short torso and really long arms and legs. it makes want to kill myself because i look fucking retarded with a shirt tucked in, because i always look like one of those faggots that pulls their pants wwaaaaaay up. and i also look stupid with a shirt off, etc. its really embarrassing.and since all my organs are tucked into this small torso/belly area i feel like its harder to get rid of my huge fucking gut that sticks out like i weigh 50 pounds more than i actually do. this is the main problem.im 17 (in b4 faggotry) and 5'10", so not really growing that much any more. my ribcage is also huuuge or at least looks that way by comparison. is it possible to do some kind of exercises that stretch out my spine and shit to make my torso longer?
I'd stretch and run, while working on abs but I've never heard of this problem lol. Good luck my monkey armed friend.
