Hey /fit,I am working on my diet and I need some suggestions. Currently I am eating Kashi for breakfast, oatmeal for a snack, a chicken breast and rice for lunch, and yogurt for another snack. As of yet though I have not found a good choice for dinner. I am looking for something that I can make for my week as I work about 55 hrs a week. Does /fit have any low fat, easy suggestions?
Have chicken breast and rice for dinner instead of lunch. For lunch have soup and a sandwich.
Grab some frozen salmon fillets from Wal Mart. They're cheap as hell and a good source of EFAs. Also, get some Sriracha to pour on it, or else that shit is going to be inedible.
Salmon, chicken, and turkey is excellent.
Baked fish. Not fried anything.
I'm not sure, but I read that you can eat as much potato as you want. But at the same time I've heard somewhere else that you can't.Yea I know I'm not helping...
