Sup /fit/Last night in my little workout, I (struggled, as I don't do situps often but eventually) did 100 situps, 40 crunches and 60 of those whatever they're called where your legs are as straight in the air as possible.Now, today, it seems as if any time I put anything into my stomach, liquid included, I get really bad stomach cramps and have to shit my guts out.Also, a few hours after the workout, I was experiencing some bad pain down by my penis. That was gone in the morning though.Is any of this normal?Pic unrelated, as it is a dog in a car.
I got the exact same thing, I also wondered if it was normal... But nowadays I don't do any ab-specific exercises other than the occasional leg lifts. Cardio ftw!
