266 pounds 5'11" and female
I want to get down to 150 to 175 (lol... always been fat, need to get down there to decide what I want to be at. I am honestly aiming for a size 8).
I am not setting a goal on how long this will take, because I made a lifestyle change. Whole grains, veggies, healthy proteins, and a bit of fruit and dairy (yogurt) is what I eat.
Exercise: Just get out and move. Enjoy it. So far I've been walking/jogging or dancing (by myself) for cardio, and a small list of bodyweight exercises I do. Stretching every day.
