how do i lose 15 lbs without gaining noticible muscle? i'd like to stay lean.

also, would working out after smoking weed do anything to me? i'm trying to get out of the munchies habit (it made me gain weight D:)

Find out your bmr, eat ~500 calories less a day, then you need. You won't be building any noticeable muscle if your body is in the state of caloric deficit.
