hey /fit/Im a 5'6" 140lb woman looking to get rid of the little tire of fat around my mid section and to bulk up for taekwondo. I have a gym membership but im always intimidated by the the guys that are always there lifting. So i am looking for more machine based exercises. I typically run/bike for 10 mins to get warmed up then work my core and arms. I do more intensive cardio every other day.Any suggestions?
