Hi /fit/, I am 5"10 and weigh 161 lbs. Yesterday I walked up the stairs and realised that I was tired, so I thought that I should try and do something about it. Please could you recommend me some exercises to do in order to get in better shape. Sorry if stuff like this gets posted alot, but I'm clueless when it comes to fitness and the like. Thanks for any advice.
