Hey /fit/ I am a male 5' 11" 200lb 18 years oldI had done some weight traning and boxing training in the past and look pretty good for my weight, but I find that the weight I gain goes mainly to my thighs. I find this strange because my uper body looks fine, and I heard that women gain weight in there theighs and butt first. Do I have some hormonal problem like too much estrogen? Nah brah. It just sounds like you have enough muscle on your upper body to "carry" the fat quite well.Do MOAR SQUATS and get those legs stronger, and get back into the boxing to lower your bodyfat.
OP herethanks for the advice maybe I should try to tone my legs with weight training. Honestly I didn't care that I gained weight Its just my jeans didn't feel as comfortable as before felt restrictive.

OP hereI read online what an ectomorph is and I am definatly not one I have broad shoulders and I am not flat chested. I think those body type classifications are bs.
