Hello my fellow r-tards

Need some advice regarding my Kickboxing training. I train on a Wavemaster bag for 45 mins. to an hour every day and it's an excellent workout, but is it overtraining? Been doing this for two weeks straight and my hands feel arthritic. Thoughts?

well yes usually pounding a near 200 lb heavybag with your hands is going to stiffen them up, give your hands some rest and in that time do some other things. non weighted squats for lower body strength and flexibility, running for cardio and no it is certainly not overtraining.

for my boxing training atm im doing sets of 200 squats to increase my lower body strength and flexibility

Fun fact. Iron Palm and other training techniques designed to "harden" hands work great for striking, but your hands will be so full of calcium deposits that you won't have the dexterity to work a computer. Not saying that you're doing this intentionally, but it seemed relevant.
