Sup /fit/ I still haven't got a straight answer so i'll ask again. If have a no-carb diet while trying to lose weight does that put me at any risk or danger if im lifting and doing HIIT?

Just don't stick on that diet for more than a couple months at a time.

No carb diets are terrible for your internal organs over long periods of time but it's fine to do a little bit at a time. In fact, it WILL help you lose weight as long as you are getting ENOUGH protein and cals.

doesn't matter where the carbs come from. If you want to enter ketosis, you need to avoid them almost completely. Ketosis is the state you reach when you're not getting any carbs.

It has it's benefits and will help you burn fat for sure but it is not a healthy way to spend too much of your life.

While generally we eat too many carbs, no carbs (or so few you enter ketosis) is not good for you long term.
