#2. 5 servings of tuna (2 cans)-240 cals

#3. 1/2 cup oatz, 1 can of tuna or 1 chicken breast .-300 cals

During workout - Purple wraath

after workout - Shake (25 grams whey, 25 protein blend, OATZ) 350cals

#4. 1 1/2 cup egg whites, 10 almonds. 300 cals

#5. Before sleep 25 grams casein or 1 cup of cottage cheese- 120 cabs
