Does anyone do a power lifting routine? if so what one and how much have you progressed etc. ive been doing a BB routine for a year and im more interested in the power+strength rather than size, although power lifting will make me grow some/muscle density.Ive been searching teh google and have been reading up on a few.Also i might change gyms because the one i sometimes go to is a faggotry gym (posers who fake tan and buttfuck the running machines) and the weights in my garage are too light now.
