leg press machine is better than SQUATZ because SQUATS are bad for your knees. prove me wrong.

Squats are only bad for your knees with bad form (if you can't see the tip of your toes you're too far forward). I've never heard of anyone hurting their knee while maintaining good form.

Leg press will give you a comparitively weak back.
