/fit/I'm making an effort cut out most of the things in my diet that have a high content of total fat and saturated fat. The two things left are my chips and my soups, both of which have high fiber but have high sodium as well. So my question is how much sodium is too much sodium?

In my experience (not an expert) it really depends on how much water you drink daily. How much do you drink? Then we can come up with a reasonable estimate for how much sodium you can or should eat.
