Hey kids, first post on /fit/ here.

How the fuck do I put weight on? I'm 18 and I'm roughly 6'3" and 11 stone. I've been eating these fuckers daily but I don't appear to put on any weight.

Eating a 500 calorie shit food sandwich a day isn't that much. You put weight on when you eat more calories than you burn.

Are you eating 5000+ calories a day on a consistent basis? Are you even counting your calories?

Buy a convenient little journal tomorrow morning. Carry it with you. Whenever you eat anything write it down on a line. At the end of the day look them all up and then add it all up. Do this for the rest of your life.

maybe you're the overweight one and i'm the normal sized one, i see no advantage for me to have a weight over 170 pounds, since every pound is critical since i'm a ice climber (much like boxers/mma/wrestlers need to keep their weight down as well)

of course I could be 200 pounds but i'd probably die a lot faster due to my body not being able to handle that weight since i've never been over 170 pounds in my life (i'm 20)
