I'm not a /fit/fag but whats /fit/'s preference on bicep curls? You guys stand, sit, 2 hand, single hand, rotate, jump around, listen to music, eat, or gouge your eyes out while doing curls?

i sit and curl, to prevent from swaying. Listen to music too of course.

nah, i dont have a bar nearby to do pullups on. But I do do pushups, if thats also what you're referring to. I probably should try a gym

yeah, in fact i think it just makes them bigger and squishier, which would be great if they were boobs... eh...

I think long repetition works out the red muscles, like endurance stuff. Or am I confusing that with white?
