squats mightn't be such a bad suggestion, but not squats specifically, just heavy resistance work.
Few ideas: OP fucking structure. You **WILL** be in bed by a certain time, every night, without fail. If you want to start sleeping, that's the most important step. Second, if you start doing afternoon workouts consisting of enough whole body exercises (not curls and calf raises, squats, deadlifts etc) you'll tire yourself and be ready for a nap by the evening, combine that with a big hot meal and a glass of warm milk with 2 teaspoons of sugar mixed in, you'll be passed out before you make it to bed.
