iv got 2 questions /fit/whats the best way to increase running endurance. choose a set distance or time and try to increase speed or choose a speed and try togo farther?and when should i do SQUATZ?!?!!? to get maximum benefits, do i have todo them during a workout or can i do them later or even the next day? will it make a difference?

Learn to pace yourself and go further for endurance. Speed is only important if you are doing the run at like, a snail pace.Also, do the squatz on a separate day, give your legs a chance to breathe.
