Anyway, after that, I do a very slow jog for a good while, and then do brisk walking (4mph). I do that for 45 min, but I normally step off the treadmill at around 69-70 min mark.
If it helps, last week when I was shedding some good weight, I was sweating a lot more than usual for some reason. I mean, I could see sweat on my sweat. But since Sunday, I've sweat significantly less. I'm not sure why, but I had been on Spring break that week, and had combined my breakfast and lunch because I woke up so late.
