Good Morning /fit/ I have an odd issue and need your guidance.
I've been boxing for a year now and sparring for 3 months, I'm almost ready for the amateur team.
I can do 6-7 rounds at 2 minutes each.
The issue is when it comes to running, I just can't do it, Me running a mile in 8 minutes? I get so tired out from running.
I try to use proper breathing technique, with proper shoes. NOTHING.
please /fit/ what is wrong with me?

Build running stamina by running more.

Try incorporating HIIT training with running. That'll increase your stamina.

OP Here.
I don't have issue with endurance or cardio unless i'm running.
I can do anything but running.
I can skip for 10 minutes straight (skip a mile).
But I can't do a mile in 8 minutes.

How often do you run, OP? Have you given up on it because it's hard? There's probably one or two little muscles in your legs that haven't been trained by the other activities you do - no matter how strong you are systematically, you're only as good as your weakest link... Maybe focus on running for a couple of months if it's what you really want to do.

Personally, I wouldn't worry about it unless your ring endurance plateaus.
