Small, frequent meals keep the metabolism very active, so instead, I eat three or four large, set meals. I take whey-based supplements after training, and plan to use creatine, in moderation, at some point.
I lift four days a week. I used to box, hence I had a use for my small weight and decent strength. Unfortunately, I got sick of having no physical shape whatsoever.
All this and I'm still only 140 lbs. Goddamn, I have to work harder.
