Hey /fit/, how's it going?I been trying my hardest to lose weight and finally get that body that I always wanted. So far so good, I went from 240lbs to 185lbs. I want to change up my workout a bit by adding biking.My question, I would like to bike to college (a twenty minute DRIVE from my house). Would anyone not advise this? Would biking that much have a negative impact in anyway or just make me too tired to do anything else?Yeah it may sound weird, hope the question makes sense.
really depends on yourself.I'd give it a try. If you're too sweaty after biking I'd do it only in the freetime.
