Don't walnut supply a lot of healthy fats?

If yes, how often should someone losing weight eat them?

I think first and foremost count the calories as nuts in general are very energy dense. I think there's something like 500 calories in 100 grams in your average packet of nuts.
Depending on your goals I think a small handful as snack once a day or every two days is just good for you.

You want your daily nutrition to be balanced, which includes healthy fats in them. You should have healthy fats in your diet every day, the source of which is up to you. Walnuts every day would be fine, in the correct amount. Or you can vary the source to get different nutrients.
