sup /fit/

im moving out of home in a few days and as such will be preparing all my future meals for myself.

that being said im also a fatass and i can finally change my diet, so im wondering what you can suggest in regards of meals. I've already decided i can eat fruit for breakfast, but for lunch and dinner im pretty much screwed, i can't fucking cook anything but 2minute noodles and toast.

well, all i can say is that i reckon youre going to uni (britfag here too) same as me, im going to manchester to self catered halls, and i plan to add /ck/ to my regularly browsed if i need to ask for help

i can cook some stuff but not much, but like one guy said, stir fry is win. as is pasta and meat. stay away from pot noodles/instant meals at uni, typically the diet is bad enough.

good luck, and check out the cooking board on 4chan.

1# Get a good cook book.
2# Find a grocery store that would be near you.
3# Enjoy.

start off with salads since all you need to do is shred it and put toppings on it. Learn more elaborate meals as time progresses.

Cook stuff in "batches" i.e. big pasta al fornos, lasagnes, bolognese sauce, stews maybe, stir fry, chicken curry, chicken with pepper sauce, etc.

Cook loads & then all you'll have to do is add rice/sauce/veg (each of which takes ~10 mins whilst you warm up the already-prepared stuff) for a decent meal. It's what I do.
