Sup /fit/,

I'm just wondering what type of creatine you prefer. I'm looking to start out on it tomorrow and am wondering if you guys have any recommendations.

Not what you wanted to hear, but most people who do creatine don't actually need it.

If you eat red meat, you get more than enough already, even for serious bulking.

My favorite creatine source? Ribeye steak.

ITT: idiots.

If you eat creatine, it'll just be digested in your stomach. Have fun wasting your money.

creatine doesnt work for shit.

As a bottom rule, any leagal supplement doesnt work

Eat FOOD instead, its cheaper and THAT is what 99% of supplement buyers need

you need to eat literally plates and plates of beef daily to approach peak creatine levels, and only eating this you'd still surpass safe calorie limits pretty soon.

creatine monohydrate works well and is cheap as dirt. dont wate your money on ethyl ester, kre-alkalyn, magnesium chelate, micronized, etc. they either dont work any better than monohydrate, or dont work better enough to merit paying the ridiculous prices.

I suppose next you'll tell us that anabolic steroids dont work and that you can get just as much test through a proper diet...

Amplified Creatine 189, its a pill form. somewhat expensive, but I'm not a fan of powder creatine.
>> anabolic
ive used many diff types of creatines. most have a bunch of other vitamins, minerals and proteins with them, i never noticed much of a diff. while taking those creatines, then i bought some pure creatine, with nothing else added. that was noticeable. makes me very aggressive. even more so than prohormones.

Get the NO shit and fucking tweak on it all afternoon and lift for 2 hours a day all week or until yout start start feeling sick and lose too much sleep, then take a day or 2 off and repeat it. It sure worked for me.
