Hiya /fit/.
Yesterday I did shoulder presses and your favourite, SQUATS.
Today my chest muscles are pretty sore. Is this a good sign? I want to get rid of my moobs (although they've fairly diminished and I know you can't spot reduce) and tighten up the muscles there.

Am I on the right track.

Also, I know you're supposed to give yourself a day of rest but should I do some sit-ups?

squats will work on your abs. Not really necessary to do sit-ups now.
Resting discipline is just as important as training discipline.

But does cardio not conflict with the requirement to rest?

I think I'll rest today and go all-out tomorrow.
