>>169716 lol, everyone is always "afraid" of getting muscley.... you know, building muscle mass is NOT an easy thing, so don't worry. It takes heavy weights, commitment to a specific regiment design to bulk you up (5x5 for example) and a diet high in protein to gain muscle mass.
If you want, work out 3 times a week (MON/WED/FRI), doing 1 exercise per muscle @ 3 X 8-12.
(Chest, Shoulders, Upper back, triceps, biceps, calves, thighs, hamstrings, abs would be the muscles)
