i imagine we have similar needs because you want a boost, but not jittery, as that takes you out of your mindset and makes you feel 'unnatural' and wired. i used to take a bit of superpump 250 to feel some 'pop'.
also, casein b4 bed? what is best drink before one of my 'workouts', as i need constant energy for the sprints, long chases, and also the submission, so its both very aerobic AND anaerobic, dont want to toss cookies as well during the deed.
a must maintain the image of total superiority and control during the entire act. the less apparent effort, the better. makes'em docile as kitten to my envitable thrusting climax.
