sup /fit/so my boss just gave ma Snickers Charged bar. This fucker has 250 calories, and I'm trying to lose 20lbs asap. Im doing the elliptcal every day for 30 minutes, losing ~450 calories per. Anyways, while I'm at work, I'm basically flushed of energy, always have been. Is it worth it taking this candy bar on a daily basis to get my energy up? 250 calories is alot when it comes to losing weight.

I don't know, the guys on this board seem to be pretty militant about HIIT for losing weight, maybe you should try that instead.
