I eat 1 big meal a day and drink only water so what fork do you speak off.when I'm not doing that I'm taking care of 4 newborn babies and have no real freetime:(

I would like to add that while it helps exercise is NOT neccesary to lose weight, you just need to consume less than what your body burns to maintain your weight.

I lost a fuckload of weight just eating 3 lean cuisines a day and playing WoW.

There's high fructose corn syrup, which your body doesn't recognize as actual sugar and it fucks with your body. Don't drink it. I haven't had soda in 3 years now and I feel and look incredible.

No more fast food. Go buy a health-based cookbook and start cooking your own shit. Haven't had any fast food in the same 3 years, resulting in regular twice daily bowel movements, easier sleeping, etc.

I'm wasting my time typing this out; if you're that far gone, there's probably a 0% chance you'll actually do something about your lard-filled ass. Follow these instructions to the letter, and I guarantee results. But you're an unmotivated piece of shit, so this won't do a thing for you.

You goddamn idiot, eating one meal a day actually adds to your fatness. I weigh 150 pounds of lean muscle, and I eat 7-8 small meals a day. Eating 1-2 large meals a day tells your body that it's only going to get food every once in a while, and it'll start to force itself to hang on to all those calories. Judging by the fact that you're 320 pounds, you obviously don't exercise to compensate for this fact.

Eating multiple small meals tells your body that it's going to be getting frequent calories throughout the day, so it starts burning it off more readily.

Fatass.
