>>437506 Not true. All depends what you are exercising for. Not sure what OP does, but I do parkour, martial arts, breakdance and gymnastics. I have different exercises for all them. Each one very beneficial, and crucial in my opinion. The best workout though for stuff like that is practice. Some people say they only practice and don't work out. While that allows more time for practice it also allows more injuries and less capabilities. I'm epileptic though, so I have a lot of energy. If you don't do a whole lot, then yeah you don't need an excessive amount of working out.
