Am I the only person here actually trying to gain weight rather than lose weight. I am not fat. 5' 6" 148lb. I just want to bulk up a bit. I've identified all the muscles that are underdeveloped which are my legs and back and have started working them out.
I'm trying to bulk up. 5'8" 165, trying to get to 180 in muscle.
have you not seen all the "skinny" topics that have flooded /fit/ these past 2 days?
