Don't listen to a single one of these fat dumbshits. You're gaining weight the wrong way, you're probably eating the wrong kinds of foods. You should bulk up on healthy foods, eat tons of whole wheat pastas and brown rice, also eat eggs and vegetables. Don't drink a fuckload of milk, that's horrible advice. Do what's obviously better for you, and drink water. You should have a healthy amount of cardio every week to keep a good low body fat percentage, weight train four days a week, cardio the other three.
