they are definitley not all musclelose some fat, your legs will get skinnier, however you cannot jsut loose fat in one place...you have to loose fat all overcheck out 7chan.org's /fit/ faq, it will tell you all you need to know
>>96134Maybe you have too much estrogen in your diet? This causes fat to be stored in your legs as opposed to your upper body. Someone back this with a source because I'm too lazy.I also have fat thighs BTW. If I do squats and other leg workouts, my ass and legs get giant.What I'm doing right now to combat this is to avoid soy entirely and alternate between 30 sec sprints and 1 min walks in the morning before eating.
