>>466256 Well, you see, that's the problem. I THINK I have good form, like I go ATG on squats and stuff, but for all I know I could be doing little things wrong that add up to, in reality, bad form. That's one of the main reasons why I want to read and do SS as well.
Also, like>>466255, I've never done powercleans before, I would have to start out with perfect form on them instead of just trying to mimic whatever from memory.
