I'm going to risk possibly being trolled and tell you:
You won't lose that much weight that way. You might lose a little, but then your metabolism will adjust, and it will start burning muscle instead of fat. Your energy level will decrease, so your activity level will decrease, so you'll burn fewer calories that way.
You have almost three weeks. You could lose two pounds a week, safely, so six pounds. It takes a caloric deficit of about 3500 Calories to burn a pound of fat. So if you cut your caloric intake by 500 Calories and burn another 500 Calories through exercise, you could lose that much weight.
If you add weights and HIIT, you could lose more.
