I used to be in really good shape when I was underage. Played soccer, did acrobatics ect. But now that I've been over 18 for 1.5 years I've become pretty average. I think it's because I drink too much and worst of all, I drink beer most of the time. I usually get drunk about 2-3 times a week and would like to continue doing so.

What do you guys think is the best thing to drink in bars to stay fit. The obvious answer would seem to be spirit drinks or low carb dry cider. Wine maybe?

you're never going to be in very good shape drinking 3 times a week. Hell, you'll have a hard time doing it if you get hammered one night a week. The extra calories will keep you from getting lean, and the numerous other effects will prevent you from building muscle.

That said, your best bet is probably to stick with straight liquors like vodka, as they have very little in the way of calories besides the alcohol.

If you mean IRL, there are very few that drink to excess that are "lean and muscular." You can drink and be muscular, but drinking to excess and being lean is a very difficult task to accomplish.
