/fit/ should i work out everyday or every other day. b/c when i work out everyday it just kinda feels like im not doing anything, where as when i work out every other day i can definitely feel burn.

workout most days (probably 5 or 6 days) but split it up so you aren't killing the same muscle groups every day. i.e. arms, chest, back one day, then shoulders, legs another... fit some cardio in there probably 4 or so days a week.... core every day, no excuses, core should be done every day.
