I am 19
5'10
265 lbs.

I have never been laid.. and that is my fault.. I actually declined going to prom with a total whore because I have well.. a 4 inch penis

my pubic area is fatty and gross.. and I want to lose weight in general..

I already stopped drinking soda last week.. but is juice and drinks like gatorade allowed? I love water.. but not every day all day. Also.. how should I start eating differently.. I currently eat 2 bigger than normal meals a day.. and thats it.

help pls

Find something you really enjoy eating that is low in fat and sugar, etc, and stick to it. Similarly, find an exercise that you enjoy doing, and stick to it. Stay motivated.. browse /fit/ everyday to stay motivated. I had a friend lose 100 pounds in 3 months with the above advice, and he was an avid /fit/ browser. Only responding due to awesome band and album.

3 regular sized healthy meals with veggie snacks if you want. No ranch dressing on the snacks though. Exercise as much as you're comfortable with but push yourself, and the weight will come off.
Whores will always be plentiful...you missed nothing.

Wut? No way. You need a diet which has a range of things in it. Sticking to one thing will fuck you over eventually.

The size of your meals isn`t really too important, it`s what you eat and what you do to burn it off. You`re still allowed to drink soda just not all the time and juice is always such a great replacement for what you normally drink because often they`re packed full of sugar.

Look into cooking your own meals, if you don`t do so already. And don`t say you don`t have any time because pasta can take as little as 60 seconds to cook. And that`s just one example.

Good work cutting out the soda. That's a tough step and you should be proud to have cut it out.

However, juices almost ALWAYS have as much sugar in them as soda does, and that my friend is the biggest enemy for most young adults these days. Go for anything you can that's sugar free, just beware of artificial sweeteners.
And lets not forget, muscle mass burns calories. Hit the weights, get some muscle, and cardio it up.

Just take it easy to begin with. Cycle instead of jog. Swim instead of run. That sort of thing.

would snacks consisting of green apples and bananas be good? only fruits i really like.

No, ban this shit if you want to lose weight, it's just willpower, you don't need it

>I love water.. but not every day all day.
Everyday, 2L at least

>Also.. how should I start eating differently.. I currently eat 2 bigger than normal meals a day.. and thats it.
That's bad, better eat 6 "small" meals (each with plenty of protein so you can build muscles) a day than 3 big (2 is even worse), it keeps your metabolism high and you will feel less tired

Yes those are good snacks. Try getting used to carrots and some other veggies too though. After a while you'll probably really like them.

Gatorade can kill your whole workout. Just drink ice water. Gatorade is meant to keep athletes hydrated and energized during games/competitions, do not be fooled into thinking that it is even remotely healthy if you drink it like soda. Run, run, and run some more. That is about as simple as it gets for the exercise part. Eating should be simple as well, eat five hundred less calories every day than you normally would. Simple willpower. The next time you're about to grab a snack, think, am I really hungry? Or am I just being bored? Losing fat is not hard at all. You just need to man up and stick with it. That is the magical secret.

Fruits snacks can't be bad, especially apples and bananas which gives a feeling of satiety

Also, eat low fat yogurt and such, to have a even better well balanced snack

Apples and bananas are great, but keep to one banana a day.

Personal anecdote. During an ultimate frisbee tournament I was scarfing down bananas left and right, because I remember reading that bananas have potassium and that helps prevent muscle cramps.
Well last game on saturdays pool play and I get a wicked bad cramp in my hip flexor. Head to the massage tent and the massage therapist asks how many bananas I had today.
"5 or 6" I says.
Turns out that was the problem.

who the fuck eats 6 bananas a day lol

are you a fucking monkey ?

It takes fluids 25+ minutes to adequately rehydrate your body, so like he says, stick to ice water, but just small amounts of it. You take in mass quantities of water and the same thing happens as if you were to take in mass quantities of water sitting on the couch, you get bloated like a mother.

I play ultimate frisbee, what about that does not make me a fuckin' moron in the first place?

zero carb diet you fat piece of shit.
all you need to consume is meat and water.

get to it..

90% on that 0 Carb diet can't do it right and eat a plate of bacon every day. Try and find a 40/30/30 ratio of Carbs, Protiens, and healthy fats. Drop your caloric intake and just lift weights and exercise regularly.

It will never be a quick process, but it is the RIGHT process.

Don't listen to these dumb pieces of shit about ice water.

Dude, if you are really working out HARD, i.e. cardio and running and whatever the fuck you're gonna do to burn calories,

drink COOL water. Nit Ice water. DRINK FUCKING COOL WATER.

Ice water makes a shock to a heated body system. And it takes longer to hydrate your body.

Drinking cool water or even lukewarm water is better for you. Lukewarm may taste nasty, but it works faster, I swear to God.

Hey op, i used to be fat and i drank A LOT OF FUCKING FRUIT JUICE, and a lot of it is just sugar. So go buy 100% pure fruitjuice(that is actually from fruit, not some sugar shit).

and when i started dieting i went about 60 water - 40 fruit juice, i always mixed it up like that and still do, it will help.

Some hints and tips:
*start the day with a protein shake + multi vitamin
*DON'T EAT FUCKING BREAD
*go 60/40 water/fruit juice
*drink BLACK COFFEE, NIGGER BLACK! NOT MULATTO!
*exercise, weight training, jogging,walking
*eat candy once per week(e.g. saturdays)
*browse fit and start reading about nutrition, weight training(for motivation) i also recomennd buying "arnold schwarzenegger's encyclopedia of modern bodybuilding" lots of inspiration, information and motivation in there.

gl op, you fat fuck

gatorade is major fail.

seriously OP, dont listen to people in here. you will have about 100,000,000 points of opinions and rarely any useful knowledge.

do some research in neutrition, learn about calories and how the body uses its energy.

that's what i done, i went from like 200lbs to 138lbs.....yeah i took it too far. went upto 147lbs.

i cant imagine you wanting to be a meat head or muscle bound. but just to be happy in your own body?!

dont let this boards opinion of a good body fool you.

dont take take my opinion to seriously either.

but researching is a really good start

The problem with middle-class Americans is that you have some weird urge to eat sweet bread, hamburgers, cookies, donuts, drink coca-cola etc. You have an urge to destroy our planet and yourselves with buying excessive amount of food, highly packaged shit and drive a car for even the shortest distances.

You should learn something from the Nordic countries:

- Evolution gave us feet so we could walk with them, surprised? I tend to walk at least 5 kilometers a day, which is something like 3,1 miles. All of that comes from walking to university actually

- I eat oatmeal and ryebread every morning, it's quite common here. I also use vegetable fat on the bread and outmeal, tastest good and it's healthy. Forget all those juices, sweet breads or some sugar shit and stick with ryebread + oatmeal, they're full of good carbohydrates. Also a cup of BLACK coffee does good every morning.

- We mostly make our own meals here, our family tends to eat salmon, beef and chicken a lot. But make sure to stay away from white pasta, rice etc. Buy whole-grain stuff, it even tastes better imo. Drink water or 0% fat milk with meals.

- I love candies, actually I'm eating them even at the moment. These things are called the "Tar lions". They are a combination of tar and salmiac, pretty good and you get enough of them quite fast.

- If you don't care about looking like an idiot, you should try Nordic walking (not that I would do it) but still, it's quite an effective way to lose weight. If you aren't much of a runner because of all the fat I really recommend you this stuff. Just grab the sticks and walk for one hour.

- You should also try to get to the countryside every summer if you have some family or friends there. There's a lot of work to be done there. I tend to chop trees all around the year even I live in our capital city Helsinki, 10 kilometers (6,2 miles) away from the center, two hours every now and then, burns shitloads of calories tbh. But that's just because we have a fireplace which is one of the coolest things ever, beats television imo. Actually I watch fire more than telly because it just beats even the best shows such as House MD or Stargate.

Also Teräsbetoni, FUCK YEAH!

American in Scandinavia here. Finnanon is right: Americans can learn a lot from the Nordics. Whereas many suburbs in the States don't even have sidewalks, bike paths run alongside every rode in my city. I can barely drive a few kilometers without almost accidently turning onto a bikepath by accident. Road-rules are also pedestrian friendly. Most people I know here ( myself included) walk or bike, and usually take public transportation only when the destination is quite far.

Food culture is vastly different: lots of fish, and natural foods, and less processed/packagd/refined garbage. Portions are small, but suprisingly filling. 4 years here and I've never been in such good shape in my life.

hopefully within the next millennium we'll get it right like most of europe, I'm sure they needed some time to think about it too
