2 days ago was doing 240 (this was my first time doing this weight) on the peck fly machine and my forearm bone started to hurt after i let go, so naturally i continued todo my workout and it got worse after each set. now my arm dint hurt yesterday but it does today, im guessing i caused micro-fractures in the bone that thats whats causing this mild pain or could be be something more sinister?

OP you have fucked up the connective tissue in your arms by doing a shitty exercise. Lay off anything thats stress on your wrists and forearms for a week or more, then don't do the pec deck again. Ever.

a few years ago in national geographic they had similar photos. it was pretty neat. they were running around playing in the snow. i think the bear must be drowsy from hibernating.
