hello ppl
I am overweight, and I am finally found some time for exercising. Because I have been overweight for quite a long time, i have developed moobs (not monstruous moobs like in the picture, but still... ugly moobs.)
My primary focus is to get thiner, not to gain muscle, thats why im focusing on cardio right now.
However, I was told by a friend that it is better to work out the chest muscle, or else I will lose the fat without gaining muscle and my moobs will look even worse.
Is that true? what should I do?

stick with the cardio if your primary concern is to lose weight.

create your program it in this order of importance.
Diet
Cardio
Building muscle

think of what your doing now will start to show 3 months down the road, dont expect immediate results, but also dont give up

Bull. Weightlifting is better for you and better for losing weight. There's a reason why the not-quite-skinny cycling bitches give up -- it's because cardio is an inferior weightloss method.

Weightlift. Or you'll just go from ugly fat to ugly skinny. It takes a lot to get "pumped" so don't fear that -- if you're keeping it at a healthy level, you'll just come out looking healthy.
