i believe 1700 is too low for you. google a calculator to figure your daily caloric needs and cut 500 from the number you get.

Don't bother trying to gain muscle mass while losing fat your just be wasting your time. I can tell this since you don't want to eat any fats at all.

Cut first get to what ever weight you want to get to (while lifting) then bulk. it's ALOT quicker and easier.
