Sushi. Does it have any place in a healthy diet?

I figure, probably not, because of the carbs from white rice, but it's also got some fish in there. What's /fit/'s verdict?

Nigiri and Sashimi are pretty good for you, though brown rice would be preferable to white if you can get that instead.

Obviously, avoid tempura like the plague.
