Greetings /fit/.

I started the 5x5 routine on monday, and its fucking awesome. However, today i coujldn't lift, and that reason was back pain.

Theres a line in my upperback, and it really hurts whenever i lift anything like a shopping bag/plates, but if the weight in front of me, then its not so bad. I figured its either where im holding the bar where i squat (bear in mind i weigh 145 lbs), or could it be where i hit a sharp bump 2 days ago on my BMX whilst i was sitting down?

Should i see a doctor about this, or just rest it off?

Is it a tingly shooting pane, like down your spine? Or just a surface stinging or blunt pain? If the former, you should bother the doctor about it. In case of the latter (which I am guessing you are experiencing), it's absolutely nothing.

Its not going down my spine, its like, a complete horizontal line going accross the top 1/3 of my shoulder blades. Could it possibly be the after affect of barbell rows 4 days after i done them? Was my first ever time doing them on monday.
