stretch for 30 mins a day, every day. when i was taking karate, i was about as flexible as her too, but most other kids were doing splits and shit during warmups....after school each day while watching batman: tas and animaniacs, i would spend a good 10-mins in a forced and painful split...eventually i was able to do them, i think in less than 2 weeks even
