My upper body is flabby but my lower body is muscular.
I ride my bike and run on a treadmill to burn calories, but I have no equipment in my house to work on upper-body strength or fat-burning.

What can one do around their house that would actually work on the chest and abdomen regions?

P.S. I don't have anything to keep my feet firmly on the ground for sit-ups

Your lower body is muscular because it has to cart around your hut like upper body. It's common, lots of fat fucks have huge thighs and ridiculous calves. Solution: walk on your hands.
