That and they get alot weaker as they get skinnier, don't really understand why.
And yes, power:weight ratio will always be made bigger if you cut fucktonnes of fat, but doesn't mean you have to be tiny, you just have to be super lean and not carrying more weight that the bare minimum amount of muscle, check out gymnasts, first that comes to mind is yuri van gelder, dude's pretty fckin huge, and most of them are big-ish, but super ripped.
