Healthy snack alternatives. SauCe MAsTA!!!
Eating healthy is quite difficult you really have to limit your food choices. I have a question for /fit/ what are some healthy and delicious snack choices for when hunger gets the upper hand.

Trader Joes has some fucking amazing pressed banana. Seriously, try this shit. It tastes like banana bread, but it's JUST banana.

fresh fruits + veggies. A fresh bell pepper (yes I eat them straight), apple or banana can be really filling considering how few calories they have.

Also try celery + peanut butter. Celery has so few calories and a lot of fiber, but it takes a lot of energy to digest to the point that it burns its own calories away. Make sure you don't use peanut butter with hydrogenated oils (Skippy, Jiff are evil; Laura Scudders is good). You can tell when you open a new jar because the healthy type has oil that floats to the top that needs to be stirred in before consumption, whereas the unhealthy kind is more homogenous when a new jar is opened.
