Ecdysterone Anonymous
Hey /fit/.

Currently I'm training for my high school's Varsity football team. I'm roughly 5'8", 126lbs. Needless to say, I'm a small guy. Would Ecdysterone be a good choice for me?

My brother advised me against Creatine because when you stop using it you lose a lot of what you've gained (or at least it was so from his personal experience).

So far, I've only taken protein and multi-vitamin supplements. They have helped, but not enough. I'm still the weakest person on the team.

My main goal is to get big, fast.

Nah, don't take it. Just do a load of mass building excercises (squats, deadlifts etc) and eat like a monster, you'll gain 20 pounds in a few months easy.

With creatine, you lose a lot of the water weight you've gained, but you keep the vast majority of your strength. So as you come off of it, you'll lose weight and won't have as much of a bulging, swollen look to you anymore, but you'll keep your strength gains.

I have no idea what Ecdysterone is, can't help you there.

We do have a pretty intense work out program. In our 3 days a week we do Power Cleans and Incline, One Armed Snatches and Squats, and High Pulls and Bench Press along with a handful of other exercises I'm not going to get into.

Since late December I've gained about 10lbs with help from protein supplements.

Only problem with eating a lot is that 1, my school schedule sucks and 2, there's no food in my house.
