OP again, need an opinion on this quote:
"Neck bridges are a good way to develope disk problems.
The best neck exercises are done like this: Lying on your back place the base of hands on youe forehead. Slowly raise your head up against constant pressure from your hands, then lower your head resisting the pressure once again on the way down.
Do 10-12 reps.
Repeat this on each side (using one hand for resistance) and also repeat while lying on stomach with hands at the back of your head.
Doing this developes all of your neck muscles more efficiently and safely than any neck weights or "bridges"."
