Genetics only give a rough outline of the potential that your body can reach.

Failure to adequately take care of the body nutrionally as well as medically will obviously result in your body not representing its potential.

It's completely human and natural to try and blame yourself or something you did for your own percieved inadequacies, but the truth of the matter is...if you ate normal food, and moved every day, you've likely reached your genetic potential.
