Here's the Dilemma /fit/. Back when I was about 13 I got tired of being fat and started working out. It worked pretty well, and now at the age of 18 I am a pretty big guy in healthy shape. I have visible muscle and all that good stuff, but my problem is no matter how much I work out I can't seem to get rid of this layer of fat on my body.

I want to know how to trim down my fat so that I become more "toned" and "cut", I tried not working out anymore and just doing a shitload of jogging but that was only making me more flabby with less muscle, I don't want to become any bigger, I'm large enough, I just want to know what I should do to become toned.

Because it's a good question, and not very obvious? Also, /y/ probably told him mansex was the answer, so here he is at /fit/. But thanks for making an observation on an image board.

Well now that you're 18, I am guessing you've pretty much grown out whatever growth hormones you've got in your bones. Since you've been working out for 5 years now, it's unlikely to be loose skin of any kind unless you were a land whale at 13.

Cut your calorie intake just a tad and take up an endurance sport that's different to your workout routine, like yoga (gasp!) or swimming in addition to all your other stuffs, so you actually start using the fat reserves.

I have heard that visiting a cold country also works wonders.
