Today I worked out near two buff arab guys.

The first guy was there before me, sitting at the bench, no weight on the bar, apparently taking the longest most useless break ever.

Me and my boy finished both our 5x5 squats by the time the guy's bro showed up.

They warmed up with bent over barbell rows with a rounded back, but it's OK cuz they had one of them grizzly belts on.

After that they went over and did some squatz on the smith machine, 3 fucking plates, going down about 45 degrees... They looked pretty intense about it.

After that they made sure they had their belts on tight!
Fucking deadlifts on the way.
Oddly enough it sort of ended up looking like their bent over rows, but a lot fucking faster and with 2 plates!

Depends on how much muscle you have under the fat too.

If you were untrained I'd say 25% but if you have substantial muscle under there you could be more like 20%.

That's why I hate going to the gym. Everyone is so critical of your form.

At the same time, some people can be really friendly and nice about it, but working out has become kind of personal, and people get bitchy about their form.

I have a 34 inch waist, fuck man... So I got some love handles, look at my legs and arms and such.

For my height I do have a BMI of 30 which is considered obese, but that is under the pretext that I am completely devoid of any muscle.
