You are retarded for three reasons:
1.) 20 rep squat program is for building mass and gaining weight in a short period of time. It's an old Olympic weightlifting program, that for some reason has been picked up by the internet as some kind of magic bullet.
2.) The program works by using the fatigue of 20 "breathing squats" to elevate GH and testosterone levels, but you will not be able to get that effect unless you can squat 1.5x your bodyweight for 20 reps. I'm guessing you can't.
3. Even with a properly designed strength training program, whatever gains you make in 3 weeks will be completely negligible when applied to a fight.
Your best bet would be to work on your conditioning, and maybe take a couple of beginner MMA or boxing classes. If it's anything close to a fair fight, then chances are it will be decided by who wants it the most. Don't be a pussy and end up rolling around on the ground until you tire each other out, those fights fucking suck. Be willing to inflict some pain and take some in return, I recommend rolls of quarters.
