lately i've been having trouble lifting weights that i normally don't have trouble with - only applying to exercises that put stress on the arms(military presses, dynamic rows, ect)

i've heard the term "overtraining" thrown around, is that the case with me you think? I don't feel sore or tired or anything and i drinking protein shakes every night, I am following a program and only working out 3 days a week, every other day
