Hey /fit/ I've been doing cardio 6 days a week.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday I do compound lifting and 35-45 minutes of cardio. On Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I do 1hour 10min. Sunday is rest. I am also eating healthy. Almost all of it is done on the elliptical and bike.

What does fit think? is this enough to produce some good results?

Thanks, any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

Yeah, almost definitely. But make sure you don't head to Burger King right after your workouts to pound on the fat that you just shaved off. Also, drink water. Pop is evil.
