Hi /fit/ time for my progress report. I posted a very similar thread on here about 3 months ago. How am I doing? I'm relatively happy with where I am but wouldn't mind bulking up a tiny bit more without losing any endurance or speed.Height: 6' 5" (1.96 m)Weight: 188 lb (85 kg)Waist: 32-34 (48-50) depending on cutI'd also like to get some input on my current workout posted below. Been on the same workout for close to 4 months now. I'm fairly happy with it but I'm always open to something better. This website is a good reference for exercises: http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html> Cardio~~~ Running = 15min, 1.85 miles consistently, very slight incline> Chest~~~ Benchpress = 4*12 @ 155lb barbell----- until recently I was using 70lb dumbells for same sets*repsComment too long. >>246981OP here. Part 2 here.I do the above workout 3 times a week (MWF) very regularly. I mountain bike on the weekends sometimes. My diet is pretty good. I usually eat things low in fat, sugars and excessive chemicals/ingredients. I avoid alchohol for the most part. Daily calorie intake is somewhere around 2000 although I am frequently closer to 1700. Friday night dinner is a no-rules night. I'm going to try to make some of the smoothies mentioned on this site soon ( http://realmencancook.blogspot.com/ ) because they sound yummy :-P
