Change your diet to lots of protein. Try wild meats if you can, and cycle what type of meat you are eating. Typically red meat for breakfast and midday and white meat for dinner after training. Should be meats and veggies, as well as raw pine nuts or macadamia nuts. Fruit is obviously fine as well, but for weight loss I'd moderate even fruit.
You need a weight training regimen. Try any beginner's workout, look some up online or if you're serious about this try browsing t-nation.com. Most women do continuous cardio for weight loss, and my training partner and I can't help but laugh. Weight training > continuous cardio, period. Weight training burns calories and speeds up the metabolism.
I would recommend the purchase of a high-quality fish oil product as well, go to any supplement store and ask for what they would say is their best product. You don't want one with mercury in it. Taking 6-8 pills three times a day, while expensive, will not only make the pounds fly off, but it will improve a lot of other aspects of your health as well.
As for cardio, interval training, baby. Start with 12 total minutes - 20 minutes as fast as you can, 40 rest, repeat that until you're up to 12. You should feel exhausted and dripping in sweat afterwards, but it is the scientifically proven way to lose weight and get toned. Don't be an idiot and run on a treadmill continuously for 30 minutes, like the majority of the gym-going members of your gender.
