Can someone identify my back-AIDS please?

It doesn't itch or anything, and I didn't even notice it until my gf saw it. No idea how long it's been there and I don't think it's broken out any more or less since we first realized it was there.

I'm 99% percent sure it's not bacne either. So what the hell is it?

I seem to remember looking up scabies before, and I'm pretty sure its not that either. I would've remembered if I had the symptoms.

I work outside and sometimes i get dry spots like that from the sweat and my shirt rubbing on my back.

Hmm. Sometimes I wonder if it's from not drying that area well enough after I shower? It's hard to reach.

I dunno, maybe that's silly.

That is a fungal infection of naturally occurring fungus on the skin. Can overgrow due to sweaty and whatnot

But some equate anti-fungal cream and apply after showers twice a day.

They will go away in less than a week.

looks like low level bacne.

unless i'm absolutely blind i saw no back-AIDS... i did see some really minor backne though... for win ask GF to accompany you to shower such that she can scrub it for you... don't think she'll fall for it though (unless she wants to)

Looks like it could be Tinea Versicolor.
My dad, brother, and sister all have and it gets worse in hot, humid conditions. Which is basically the type of weather where I live(Louisiana).
