I've finally reached my personal limit.

I've hit the scale at 220lbs. i'm 22 and 5'10 and i can't let this get any further. I'm not looking to get skinny and lean, more like just lost fat and build more muscle. I like my mass and would like to keep it that way. I just want that gut of mine to think out and my neck to show more.

i dont want to go through a full regiment of work outs to work my entire body, just what i need to get to where i want without wasting too much time.

I've been jogging and lifting dumbells.. any more suggestions?

how far are you jogging? every day you should increase the distance you run by a little bit.

Also if you wanna loose some belly fat, situps/crunches will work, and if you have man boobs work out your chest
