Hey.

I tried HIIT sprinting for the first time today. Should I continue HIIT everyday? And should I wear more layers of clothing? Today I wore a t-shirt and shorts. My friend said i should wear a sweatshirt and sweats.

HIIT should only be done 3 times a weeks max and never on consecutive days.

Let me know how it works out for you. Look, you're not an olympic athlete, allow yourself time to rest and get better. Lift on your days off, or heck, play some sport. It's always fun to just go for a quick 3 on 3 game.

Any sport is fine, really. Or go out and enjoy the day, even if you live in the city. You never know who you might meet.

That doesn't sound too bad.

I'm kinda disappointed now. I really wanna work off this belly i have. And after I got done it all seemed worth it. Even though it was the toughest thing ever.

Just do HIIT one day, weights the next.

OR, as I did before I hit the gym, do a long session of Aerobic one day and then HIIT the next.
