I want to lose weight, and want your opinions o the plan I've made for myself:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday:

Followed by:
http://www.videofitness.com/reviews/horton-p90x-ab.php
Followed by:
1 mile run, increasing it by 0.25 miles each week
4 minutes of HIIT, increasing it by 30 seconds each week
Tuesday, Thursday:
2 mile run, increasing it by 0.25 miles each week
4 minutes of HIIT, increasing it by 30 seconds each week
Sunday:
Rest

Don't do HIIT every day

at most you should do it 3 times a week

And for losing weight, I lost a bunch 15 x 3 of not too heavy weights

K. Would it be better if I moved the HIIT from weightlifting days to the tuesdays and thursdays, or not? What should I be doing in between the weightlifting days?

Well according to the fags on /fit/ if you don't suffer multiple heart attacks and projectile vomiting you arent doing HIIT properly, so its safe to do HIIT every day if you do not feel these symptoms.

You're doing way too much, way too fast.
How about you keep your lifting program, but move your aerobics to just Tuesday and Thursday. Alternate aerobic and anaerobic. And if you're going to have trouble increasing that much per week.
