3500 calories = 1 lb of fat So lets say that you SHOULD eat about 2500 calories per day for your daily caloric upkeep. But you about 2000 calories per day to loose 1 pound every week. You would have to have eaten 6000 calories to day to gain a pound of fat. And I doubt you put away 3500 calories for dinner. Don't worry about it, you should enjoy a little binge every now and then.
