yo /fit/so it was my birthday a week ago, and I basically had a week long party. lots and lots of beer was drunk.Anyway, this week ive developed a bit of a belly from it. As I expected.I don't regret the beer drinking cos it was fun but know I need to compensate at the gym for going overboard.So whats the best way to go about this?I figured cardio, but how much?tl;dr whats the best way to get rid of a beer belly?Pic unrelated, but interesting nontheless
HIIT. Google it.It won't only burn fat on your belly. There is no such thing as spot reduction.
