I've had to go to see the physiotherapists for this exact same shit. Been going on for about a year now. It's all to do with posture, and yes, it can be helped by adjusting your posture while at the computer every now and then. Go get some sessions done with a professional, invest in a new computer chair, and try leaning your back against a wall completely flat. But I mean completely. Stay in this position for as long as you can, and repeat daily.
