Ok /fit/ here's the deal. I just broke my foot and I currently have a 3 to 4 inch pin in my foot with the end sticking out of one of my toes. Needless to say this took me out of cross country this year and I need some good workouts I can do without my left foot. Any good ab workouts?

You use your abs a good amount for running. I also can't get my cast wet so no I cannot swim. Riding a bike could possibly be done but I cannot row because it requires my foot.
