Hey /fit/.for the past six months, I have been trying to get in shape. First I bulked, went from 185 to 208. Then I cut, and I am down to 185.I am leaner than I was before, but not by as much as I'd hoped. Biceps, for example, are about a half inch bigger than they were originally.I think my main problems were gaining too much fat in the bulk and losing too much muscle in the cut. How can I avoid these things?Ex. during bulk, eat smaller meals, more frequently?
185 to 208 back down to 185.. in 6 months?steroids?
Going up took 5 months. Coming back down took about a month and a half.
