from what i've read, this is sort of true. most articles say you should start your workout with the weak arm until failure, then do the same reps/weight with the strong arm. your strong arm wont' get tired; but the weak arm will eventually catch up.

Really? You needed advice for that? Just do compound exercises and you shouldn't even be seeing drastic imbalances.

It's funny. I was going to make a topic about this today as well but I ended up reading bodybuilding websites.

If it's much bigger then you don't have a fucking left trap

don't do any favoring bullshit, do rows
