I need your halp. You see, i pulled an all nighter to study for a physics test, and now its 2:00pm. I feel like i have to poop and vomit, but i cant do either one. I want to sleep, but i dont want to fuck up my sleep schedule. What should i do?

Naturally it shouldn't be any more than maybe a glass of red wine. Alcohol stimulates the heart rate, which is why some people find it hard to sleep after drinking.
