I have some progression questions /fit.I've been lifting consistently for about a year and a half now. I've gained a solid 15lbs in muscle.Now, in terms of progression, I seem to have hit a bit of a plateau. I went with a steady "add at least 5-10lbs" a week this whole time, and it's worked well.now I'm about 175-180lbs, about 6'2. and for my size I feel like weaker than I could be but now I'm at a point where I literally CANNOT lift more weight with almost all of my excersises.for example, I tried to add another 5 lbs to my bench max and it makes it impossible to get it up.I've varied my workouts every 2 months or so too. As such I've tried switching to different workouts, and it doesn't seem to be helping.I think I may switch to focus to calisthenics for maybe a month or two, build endurance fibers.any ideas? I need crazy silly help.

squatz, deadlifts, chinupsI do em all.actually, I can only do like 12 solid pull ups/chin ups. which is why I was thinking I'd concentrate on calisthenics
