What's a good weight training system for weight loss? I am averse to physical pain. Please don't be a douchebag and rage over this, but I've done shit like Stronglifts and it's not for me. I want the system to be an accessory to the weight loss rather than to help me gain strength.

I'm thinking of just putting together a bunch of core exercises and doing low weight/high reps. Do you have a better suggestion?

Push ups are natures perfect workout. Just do them till you can't do them anymore, jog once or two a week and you're done.

Improve your diet by eating greens, which will raise your alkaline levels and stay away from acids like orange juice. Sickness dies in an alkaline environment and thrives in an acidic environment.

If you do this you will not only be much thinner but you will feel better and never get sick.

Also stay away from the middle of the store if you can. Live foods are always on the edge. Produce, Meat, Dairy, blah blah blah. It's a general lifestyle change but that's why it's got such good rewards.

People don't believe this works because they don't see results immediately. Have faith and it will be worth it. Just get into the habit and you won't have to worry about your weight ever again.

I'm not saying you will be a stick. I'm saying that you will feel like a million bucks. You'll feel the best you can with the genetics that you have.

Just do cardio. Also lifting heavy isn't supposed to hurt, beyond soreness which isn't really pain.
