Kind of let down by the lack of physical results, but regardless.
-Now at 248lb (From 274 in march) -I can run 6 kilometers without stopping. -Can do HIIT for 3 kilometers -Noticed incredible improvements in flexibility, balance, and endurance. -Much much stronger and faster -More confidence.
