Sup /fit/ Whats the best way to work out your arms/chest? Also whats the best way to actually gain the weight to turn into muscle?

Also I'm training to be a firefighter so if theres another who has the same goal or actually is a firefighter any tips on landing the job would be greatly appreciated.

Yeah at first it's awesome, it's like "Woah I'm actually one of those guys people relies on", but eventually it becomes like any other job except you have these moments where it's like "Wow. I'm saving lives". Really rewarding, hard, but rewarding. You end up doing a lot of shitty jobs when nothing is on though, but where I live it's quite action packed.

Well i'd most likely be here in Las Vegas. From what i heard the busiest station in the country last year is here. I don't really want to stay here but i think its where i'll probably end up. How many times did you test before you made it in?

Just the once actually. After the first time I just bucked up my ideas majorly.

One thing I do quite a lot, a "perk" if you will, is smash shit up. When you know you have to get into a room or something and there's debris there a lot, you just wreck everything in your path. It's a fantastic feeling, the adrenaline rush is intense. Wait till the first time you pull someone out of a building. You get your share of assholes but when you save someone's life it's very rare you don't get the look of admiration when they get to their senses on the stretcher.
