Add me to the list. I get waves of insomnia; this one's been pretty bad. But at the same time, my best creative streaks occur around 4:00-5:00 am.

Usually get to bed around 6:30, lie there for another hour before I doze off, and I'm up again by 9:00. I think I'm dying.

This problem can be very detrimental to one's health. Improper sleeping habits slow your metabolism to a grinding halt. Not only that, but you seriously do begin to go crazy. When you sleep, you dream. Whether you remember it or not. When you dream, your emotions are kept in check. Failure of these conditions lead to some crazy shit.

Besides, sleep is a good thing :)
