Steinorn Lifts Anonymous
Is it safe to do them with a 1,70m bar? To place my shoulders to the middle of the bar I have to go down further than with a longer bar. And I noticed I have to bend my lower spine sidewards quite a bit.
Any thoughts?

that lift looks pretty complicated, useless, and major injury prone. stick to the basics my friend

I have no rack. And I don't dare to clean the weight. I'm afraid it could crash through the ceiling. =(

I use it to get the weight on my shoulders for the squatz.
Also they are called SteinBorn. sry

buy a rack. They are cheap enough.

or just do deadlifts. Squats and deadlifts are the same, except deadlifts are even better.

I'm not even going to comment on the squads/deadlifts thing, but these racks are NOT cheap.
