Hey /fit/,

What are some good exercises to help lose the moobs? I used to be a fatty back in high school, but I've significantly lost weight since then. Still a bit of a gut, but sit-ups are fixing that up. Problem is I've still got the funky moobies I had before, and they won't go away. They're smaller now, but seem to not want to completely disappear.

You may have gyno, a build up of fatty tissue in the breasts. go check with a doctor because it's pretty hard to get rid of if it is gyno. Otherwise do your cardio and lift weights.

Yeah....there's this weird feeling like there's small stones under my nipples when I feel them.. They used to be pretty big too, but they've shrunk along with the rest, but refuse to go away completely.
