It doesn't matter if this is a troll or not, some people are actually this naiive in terms of a diet.
do NOT starve yourself and exercise, Feed your muscle and burn your fat. It takes time but it's the sm.. fuck, it's the only way to get optimal results without any sort of failure.
Get Tom Venuto's "Burn the fat, feed the muscle".
And also, don't kid yourself in saying "I lack the musculature to do this and that" because you're only kidding yourself. If you really want something, you'll do anything to get it, even if that means maintaining a regular form of exercise.
800 calories a day is not enough to build muscle, and when your body's starvation response kicks in, you're fucked.
