An improvement depends on how much effort you put in, you can lose 10lb, you can lose 40, it all comes down to how much you want it.

If you want to fight a guy, you don't want to lose weight. In fact the only thing exercise related thing you should be doing is working on endurance. Skip a shitload of rope.

don't lose weight, being heavy is an advantage
you need to do these 3 things
learn how to fight (i recommend some sort of grappling, your weight will help with holding him on the ground)
get more endurance (i would focus on getting endurance for a few minutes of fighting, because if you do it right, it won't last longer)
get more strength

you're fat as hell, so doing pushups will help you build considerable strength because of the extreem resistance

but if you're really serious about it, you'll join a gym and start lifting. in 100 days you can add considerable strength.

Start lifting and building strength (especially triceps)
Start training on a speedbal and punching back
Do sparring sessions with another friend.

Don't do that gay gangster arm-flailing head-down fighting. Watch boxing, imitate boxing with little sister, and destroy him. Also, when you fight him, don't wear a shirt, as he'll likely be loathe to grapple with your man boobs, so he won't get in close and put you on the ground where you are at a disadvantage because you'll roll around like a fat guy trying to get up.

Op here, Thing is im overweight but have a much bigger frame then him, hes got 20 pounds on me but super low muscle mass. I have pool wrestled the guy a couple times for fun and hes got no center of balance and is weak as fuck. I got a general idea of boxing have been bowflex training and biking and plan to spar and do explosive training with friends. I have a couple good books on grapling and mainly was just asking if I can look itimidating in 100 days.
