Hey /fit/Newfag here, I first posted here a few weeks ago stating how I wanted to gain weight and bulk up (6'2 175lbs)After following your knowledge of -- Oats - Sqautz - Pasta - Milk - Whey - Pasta - Milk and Squatz - I have been surprised on my results thus far. Two weeks into my "fit diet" and 5x5 stronglifts I have so far gained 6lbs and feel pretty damn good. Up to 181 -- shooting for 190 by then end of NovemberThanks /fit/
