Alright, so I'm trying to get some abs at the moment. I started working out again about a week and a half ago since I've got more free time (i.e. no school and part-time job lately to get in my way). My current exercise routine is: 300 sit-ups (which are apparently useless; I'll start doing crunches now), 200 bicep curls (10 lbs.; will invest in 15 and 20 pounders soon), 100 tricep curls, and I finish off with as many push-ups as I can manage after all that.

What do you recommend an 18-year-old guy who's 6' and around 147 lbs. does to get said abs? Pic related. That's what I'm working with at the moment.

Wow. 100 bicep curls? Useless for building muscle.

Start doing weighted sit-ups on decline, load enough weight so you can only do 15 or 20 reps. Same for your other lifts, start bumping up the weights so you only do 10-15 reps before exhaustion.

What you're doing right now doesn't build muscle, just burns calories to lose weight. Stop it, start chowing lots more food.

Hold arm straight up vertical, let forearm with weight fall back, holding upper arm steady. Pull weight back up.
