/fit/, I found a new way to excercise weak muscles any time, any place. It's easy and IT WORKS.Most muscles in your body have a sort of opposite, for example your biceps and triceps move your elbow in opposite directions. I discovered you can use one muscle to train the other! IT'S FUCKING EASY!All you have to do is stick your arms straight out and tense both muscles as hard as you can. If your arms are shaking, that's perfect. Then, slowly bring your elbow in and out repeatedly.Try to visualize your biceps curling something really heavy, and at the same time your triceps trying to pull something down that's really... anti-heavy, like a giant-ass balloon. Close your eyes if it helps. So far, I've only tried this with bis/tris, shoulders/back, and chest/back. Do sets and reps like any other excercise and you CAN feel the stress on it afterwards. They may feel sore too, mine did.My long term theory is that as the weaker muscle of the two gets stronger, it's opposite will try to maintain the status quo and itself will get stronger until YOU'RE FUCKING RIPPED!
dude, my uncle got bicep cancer that wayyour fuckin retarded
dude, google bicep cancer.and stop doing that exercise immediatley for your safety
>>250507This is Charles Atlas's "dynamic tension" training method, as well as the training preferred in most kung fu. Congratulations, but that's old news.
