hi i need help can you help me plz.im 18 and never done exercise in my life. i'm 5'5 and 120 lbs. i'm very shy and anon said that muscles will make me more confident.so how do get started? how heavy weights should i buy? theyre selling dumbells in a nearby store.. i think ill buy the 10lb ones?
ok...assuming you're male, you'll want to start with body weight exercises, and then move on to bench press, SQUATZ, deadlifts, etc.
