Hello /fit/

I'm looking for suggestions. I'm 20 years old and underweight, but I'm not really fit. I only have a treadmill. I tried doing some exercises today but after an hour of failure I got really tired. What are some exercises I should be doing and for how long? Any suggestions?

Last time I checked I was around 130lb and 5'10.

Not sure, but I try to eat healthy everyday. I've stopped drinking a lot of soda and I try to avoid fast food junk.

I don't know how much I can lift, never really tried.

You're not in shape because you've never tried. Go to the gym and try something. Use one of the countless exercise machines. And then go to the next one. They sometimes have diagrams attached to them so you know what muscle you are exercising.
