Ab planks.Dragon Flag if you're a badass.Ab wheel if you're even more mean.Basically anything that works the abs and has your body fully extended will do the trick.
Lie down on your back on a bench and raise your legs but don't bend em. Do a few and your lowers'll be fucked up.HOOOOAAAAAAAALIGHTWEIGHT LIGHTWEIGHT LIGHTWEIGHT
you got a pullup bar? do leg lifts, your legs can be straight or bent. Straight is a more intense workout though. Make sure you keep your back straight and you aren't flying around. If so you need moar core strength.
