imo if youre doing big exercises that work large and multiple muscle groups, you dont need to work out your forearms
if your doing pullups/chinups, benchpressing/pushups and what not versus the machines at teh gym that isolate your muscles, like that bench thinger that only works out your biceps, you shouldnt have to worry about imbalances

I found out my BMR, ate at least 500 calories under my BMR every day.

god DAMN it was fucking hard, but if you can get past the first week you are gonna be solid. PS: REMOVE ALL FUCKING TEMPTATION.

I did jack shit cardio because im a lazyass but the diet had to make up for that. I plateaued around 230 and I had to bump it up with cardio. the lowest I ever was was 210 but then I chilled out. im currently about 225.

weirdest shit was after 2 months I swore my diet wasnt working and I was thinking about quitting. as I got on the scale i was thinking "If i didnt lose at least 8 pounds then fuck it, ill be fat forever" and I lost 65 lbs. was quite a shock.

through working out and eating better i've lost probably 70+lbs of fat. was just over 300 at my heaviest and dropped to 239 at my lowest now ~260 with 11-12%BF and dropping

Goddamn we have some fucking tall people here, seriously 220lbs/239lbs and looking pretty goddamn thin (to me at least). I only have self pics of my face (shitty webcam, I don't really photograph myself), 208lbs and still have a double chin (and manboobs lol, but yeah I know 208lbs isn't exactly skinnymini, but a fuckton better than where I was at).

Yeah, I use WiiFit to track my weight, and that's all I use it for these days (I had used the "training" programs for about 2 weeks, and even tho I was loosing due to the fact I had put a major overhaul on my diet, WiiFit training exercises didn't feel like real exercise), so got a bike, I go riding for 1 hour a day (started at 6mph, now I can do 15mph) 6 months later I lost 70lbs, aka 1/4th my previous weight, fuck year (!!), 70lbs more is my ultimate goal.
