Sup /fit/?So, I am cutting currently. Low carbs, low cals, cardio.I usually don't keep count of the calories, as I was fairly certain I was eating the right portions. I ate every three hours.Well today I sat down and did some quick calculations over estimating my calories by about 50 per meal. Even with that, I still came up to 1400 calories, which for a guy my size and activity level, is too low. I was aiming for 1800 cals.Needless to say I shat brix and promptly ate.Problem is I want to go to bed, as I am tired as fuck and have to be up early.How bad is it that I ate right before sleep when I had too low cals all day?Pic... possibly... related...
