Can't think of a better place to ask this; wikipedia is as vague and unconcise as ever, and not sure what google search terms I would use...

1. Do latent/natural testoerone levels increase with fitness and strength? Or is there a set level defined by genetics that can only be increased with steroids and such?

2. Does increased testoserone levels affect such things as voice, hair length and density etc post puberty? Or are such things set in stone once you stop growing?

I know that certain foods increase testosterone levels (meats I think), and weight training, especially with heavier weights definitely increases testosterone production.

And I think testosterone pretty much improves everything that is manly in you, so don't you dare start bitching and BAWWWWWing about possible side effects.

>I often have lunch with Pavel Tsatsouline in Los Angeles. I'll never forget the first time I dined with him. I ordered chicken tacos. When I ordered he shot me a menacing glare and said, "Eating chicken makes you weak." Then he went on to tell me that whole eggs are good for two reasons. First, they're excellent for helping you build muscle and strength. Second, they keep chickens from being born. (Yes, Pavel has a way with words.)

1. There is a set level defined by genetics: you can obtain the maximum level determined by your genes through fitness and strength, however it will eventually decrease with age. Unless you have a rare genetic disorder, your T levels will never go past normal levels even at its top count.

2. Yes it does, given that artificial T given to girls causes their voice box to drop and hair to increase. However, there are severe side effects in boosting T artificially. Never go down this path.

Question: does getting fucked hard in the ass by another dude who's slapping you and calling you his "cum-loving little faggot" decrease testosterone any?

Cause I love that, but I also wanna increase my testosterone.
