Hi /fit/

For some reason I can't seem to build muscle, I'm using weights heavy enough that my arms hurt the same day but nothing the following day or any muscle growth.

I'm 6'0 and weigh 154 Pounds.

Op here Incoming diet...

Breakfast: As I'm a lazy fucktard and don't get out of bed till the last min I don't get my breakfast till 9:45AM where its soup (closet thing I can get to a breakfast), I wake up and leave at 8:30AM, should I be getting something before then.

11AM: 1x banana

Lunch: A low-fat sammich

Dinner: Normally something like pasta or something along them lines

After workout 1x whey protein shake.

How can squats not be an option? Not like you need any special equipment for it.

I've heard some ghetto ass gyms don't have a squat rack or a smith machine. It's unfortunate that you are missing out.

If you are trying to gain weight, you have to constantly eat at a point that the sight of food sickens you. Try eating atleast 4 meals a day at a point you are eating not because you are hungry but just because. However, you need to eat good stuff, not the junk, which you should know if you've been lurking /fit/ for awhile.
