A few days late, I know, but the pic and weight is from Good Friday.

Weight up a bit, belt size down a bit. This leads me to believe I'm building muscle & losing a little bit of fat, too, which sounds about right as I ate a lot this week. So long as I'm not building fat, I can live with it.

Week 1 of pictures is about week 3-4 of the actual diet. Started out at 245, so I'm making *some* progress.

But yes, I'm getting pretty sick of floundering on my diet, considering I'm lifting/cardio'ing religiously. We'll see how long it takes me to stick to my diet a little better. I've got a good feeling about this week...<.<

You need to do crunches until it hurts. Even when it hurts, if you feel like you can still do crunches, then force yourself. The lactic acid pain doesn't mean that you aren't able to keep doing them.

You lost 4 pounds in 3 weeks and are proud of yourself? You may as well have taken 4 pics on week 2 since you havent changed a bit. I'm not going to lie and fill you with false hope, you need to step your game up if you ever want to lose weight.

Get the bus? Get off a stop early. If you drive then consider taking a short walk with the time you have spare that you would have lost by catching a bus.

You are retarded. Loosing 4 pounds in 3 weeks is a healthy amount. There is going to next to no reduction of the stomach until the fats stored in his other parts of his body are gone (fats is burned up evenly from every part where it is). Only then will the stomachs reserve be tapped.
