The calorie surplus you need to achieve when bulking can come from eating completely lean and healthy foods. Although I fucking hate people that do that, since it lowers testosterone levels to be cutting out fat like that, you're going a bit overboard.

Like the faggot above said, Pig is about the worst animal you can eat. Beef has much more protein, and without the thing-you're-eating-eats-it's-own-shit part.
