/fit/ I need my current workout critiqued.

I work out 4 times a week, 2 leg days 2 arm days. For each exercise am sets go: 50%(of max)x12, 75%x8, 85%x5, 85%x5, 90%x5

Arm day: Bench, upright row, tricep pressdown, Barbell curls
Leg day: Squatz, Leg curls, standing calf raises, and Lat pulldown ( I know it's not leg but I wanted to have even number each day =/)

1.) should I add more exercises?
2.) should I use different exercises for any of the ones I am using currently?
3.) other shit that's wrong with it?

more stronglift and more 5x5 for beginners

i really hate 1RM based percentage reps. Just fucking do a constant amount of reps.

Yeah I was thinking of adding sum curls to my leg day, and then go in on a couple off days to get some more curls in.

as for the 5x5 I was thinking about doing that one that floats around here from time to time.
also is the 1rm based thing just a personal preferance? or is 5x5 better? How would I go about doing a 5x5 with these exercises? Pyramid up or w/e its called?
