People claim healthy eating is cheaper than unhealthy... Anonymous
but eating healthy foods such as baked fish and vegetables leaves me hungry and I don't have enough money to keep buying 15 fish per week (since two fish for a meal and have at least 4 meals per day gets taxing).

I don't even like fast food and the junk food I used to eat anymore, but the point is, I could at least not be hungry every 2-3 hours and actually be full when I ate that junk.

So, for those who eat "healthy" what do you eat and how much of it do you eat? Money is a problem for me though so I'd also like to ask how much money you spend of food per week.

Maybe you're eating too much? I don't know, but two fish a meal? 4 meals a day? How big are these fish? Could you give me an example of what you'd eat in a typical day, along with how much of it you eat?

Tilapia fish is 80 calories per fish, so that's only 160 calories.

When I wake up, I eat 300 calories worth of Shredded Wheat 'n Bran with a fruit.

Three hours later, I'll eat baked Tilapia with vegetables

Three hours later, Turkey Burger worth about 300 calories with some vegetables

Three hours later, Chicken Breast with vegetables.

That's about it. I used to eat a big bowl of cereal in the morning, but I stopped doing that because I was getting no type of weight change on the scale (bigger or smaller).

eat fiber one caramel delight cereal for breakfast. Tastes just like golden grahams but has 35% of your daily fiber in one bowl. If I put in a banana I can barely eat lunch sometimes

drench that fish in extra virgin olive oil, it seriously looks like you're not getting enough fats in your diet, so maybe you should start using some EVOO or eating more nuts
