Hello /fit/.

I decided to change my calorie intake. I got stuck on my weightloss and people suggested me to have more calories.
I used to have up to 1300 calories, today I had 1400. They say I should have between 1600 and 1800 calories, which sounds a bit too much for me... and even raising up 100 calories is a bit too much to me, as I am going to the toilet just after each time I have a meal.
Anyway, it is working at least by now. My weight is moving down.

I want to read your stories with actual or past weightloss for motivation... please?

the main reason why I am losing weight slowly is that during all this time (until July) I tried to stick to ANOTHER diet, got bored, etc. I hate diets, I've been on diets since I was 3 years old, and I have been overweight all of my life.
In fact I may be getting a stomach bypass in a future but if I can keep up eating like this, I think I will pass.

here is a tip.....more FIBER....you cannot overeat fiber it will make you feel like crap...you won't do it twice...more FIBER if you eat something sweet make sure it has fiber in it.....if you eat anything that is not meat or cheese make sure it has FIBER in it...ALWAYS......if you do this i assure you it doesn't matter what you eat...you will get skinny... :) work your way up to 30 grams of fiber a day start out with like 10 for a couple days and then 20 for a couple and then 30....It will change your life. I always struggled with my weight until i began to eat like this about 2 years ago. Now i know i can never get fat again.

You see these things....you know why they can't keep them on the shelves? They are awesome for you. They taste fucking delicious. Every gram of fiber you eat you can subtract 1 carb from the item you eat so this is like + 9 carbs....but it will keep you full for hours too when combined with a protein source.....(low fat cottage cheese?chicken + veggies.....etc...etc) I also like to break them in half for a snack......still a 5gram fiber snack

uhh. fresh anon here. you can be 110 pounds and still be healthy if you're losing wait depending on your height and body type.
