am I fat?
I feel that I have been constantly "sucking it in" this past year. I feel like I didn't always have to suck it in before.
What should I do to make my body less ugly?
I like to walk and swim, but I find running cumbersome and carrying my bike up and down the stairs from the third floor is such a hassle. How much do I have to walk to get a good workout? What should I be eating and avoiding?
