>> Anonymous

eh computer froze up there. well when i first started I started squat weight at only being able to do 50 lol. But now I've worked my way up to 125. Still weakling crap but it's something. My height is 6'1" and i've gone from weighing 178ish to 195.

I really hope you're a troll.

After two months you should be able to squat at least your own body weight, add more weight
>> Anonymous
>>436819

The difference between the two pictures is definitely not 17lbs of muscle.

And sorry I don't mean to judge, but 50lbs...really?
I mean, did you have trouble supporting your own body weight?

If that was your max though, getting up to 125 is a 2 and a half time weight increase, which is pretty good.

Look are these results?

FAIL

If you want to be skinnier, diet and ride a bike.

Are you stronger? Its called STRONGlifts

eh well to confess I haven't been using proper equipment, but after using it for this length of time i now see how terrible it is to do this. but the only equipment i had was a curl bar. And to get the bar on my back i have to "clean" it (kind of) and then press it above my head. The bar rests very awkwardly and makes the movements very eccentric.

Here pretty soon I'm going to go to my local used sporting equipment store and pick up a full size bar

Nothing at all has changed except for your skin color.

Well no wonder. You should NEVER EVER EVER EVER use an EZcurl for anything other than curls. It will hurt you in more ways than one.
>> Anonymous
Congrats. You got fatter.
>> Anonymous
you look the same bro

what are your goals? if it's muscle gain, eat more

if it's fat loss, eat less
>> Anonymous
>>436838
>>436832

Don't even use an EZcurl bar ever.

>>436841

lol exactly. ah well

If you are only squating what you can press, it isn't going to do much. Get a gym membership.

You aren't doing stronglifts btw

hmm yeah at first it really didn't seem like it'd be that different, but once getting above 100 pounds, it definitely puts extra strain on your neck, and all of the weight rests to either side of the neck.

pic related, just for a good laugh at my stupidity haha

>>436849

hmmm yeah i like the fact i've gotten stronger, i guess i'm just wanting to gain muscle mass.

EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER EAT MORE AND BETTER

I get a cramp on my tongue from telling people that to gain weight, not only you need to exercise but you need to EAT as well.

Shouldn't take a year to put 75 lbs on your squat, especially for beginners. Train harder.
>> Anonymous
Squats for 2 months of stronglifts should be 2.5kg*3days*8weeks+20bar = 80kg.

Your belly actually got BIGGER in the right pic.
