Hey /fit/, I have made a plan to improve myself physically and mentally, but I'm not sure if it works. That's why I decided to post it here :)

So basically my weekly routine would look somehow like this:

I wake up every day at 6am (doing that already!), take a hike for ~30 minutes (most of the mornings already!) and eat some oatmeal porridge and few fruits (oranges, apples etc.).

Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday I would hit the gym; first playing ~45 minutes badminton with my mate and then starting the real exercise. My set would train all of my muscles and it would go somehow like this:

10 Barbell Squats x2
10 Lever lying leg curls x2
10 Lever seated calf raise x2

10 Barbell Bent-over Row x2
10 Weighted underhand chin-up x2

It isn't easy for everyone to wake up at 6am, like me

getting up at 6am if you don't have to is actually detrimental for two reasons: You need a good sleep if you work out and your biorythm is not made for waking up that early.
around 9am is normal for humans.
Some people are different though, late wakers or early...
