Being depressed about a break up or losing a job and having suicidal thoughts is seen as being mentally unstable.

Being fat and knowing that every Big Mac you eat pushes your self further towards heart disease killing you is seen as normal.

Does anybody else get REALLY annoyed by fat people who are seen as normal? It really pisses me off when a fat person goes “I’m not fat I’m normal” I’m all just like “FUCK YOU FAT FUCKING PIECE OF SHIT GO FUCKING JOG YOU HEFTY BAG OF SHIT BEFORE I ROUND HOUSE KICK YOUR FAT ASS BACK TO MC DONALDS TUBBY!”

When I see a fat person jogging, or walking, or eating healthy, or doing anything like that I respect them.

I have absolutely no respect for the fatties who don't even want to change though, not an ounce.

I have no respect for people who get that way in the first place.

while i personally don't really care about other peoples choices, being someone who was very fat and is on the way to being healthy it is nice to see people changing their ways.

I was 260 pounds a few years ago in high school, I was this way because I didn't know any better, my entire childhood my mom just let me sit around and fed me fattening food, I had no healthy role models, I'm now down to 190 and still working my way to 160.

Relevant to my interests.

I am afraid to go outside and run/HIIT because I don't want to look like a fat wheezing piece of shit in front of other people.

OP here: I agree, people who are on their way to self improvement I dont mind. It's the people that tarnish a nation or a franchises image by eating to much that angers me. Don't get me wrong, I'm not fit like WOAH fit, I'm just enough to look good in medium clothes but a little bit to fat for a 6 pack (9% body fat). I enjoy McDonalds, when i walk in i see people with a BMI clearly greater than 35 eating it and i feel a sense to just walk up to them and punch them so fucking hard. I learned self controll when i was an infant, why cant these fat fucks have self controll at the age of 30?

join a gym. nobody cares what you look like in there. if anything, it's just another person trying to better themselves. I actually got a lot of help at the gym when i first started.

Goddamn I respect fatties when I see them outside trying to exercise. Even if it's just walking, it makes them look so much better in my eyes.

i respect fatter people when I see them at least trying.
i get infuriated when i see them at mcdonalds chowing down. frikkin DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! dont just sit there.
True story: lady at McDonald's chowing down on a big mac while complaining that atkin's wasn't working. I actually made a derogatory fat comment to my friend loud enough that i know she heard.
Also: keep atkin's friendly shit off my fast food boards. and low-fat shit should not be an issue when you're ordering a pizza or something. wtf. when i binge i want fat laden greasy ass food.

You need to man up and just do it. Fuck the people who laugh at you, there's nothing wrong with a man who's simply trying to improve himself. Enough self pitying and excuse making, go out there and run.

On average what does a decent gym cost?
Are most open 24 hours?
>> Anonymous

join a gym dude, no one there will laugh at you. they're there to help you not make fun of you. plus, you will see others like yourself and you'll maybe make a friend or two.

well tbh here, guys, i'm sure almost every fatty in the world has been like "fuck. i'm ugly, unhealthy and gross looking."

i don't think a lot of them parade around and are proud of being fat, other than those gross 'bbw' girls.

i just say, you don't know someone's background. maybe that fatty you see at mcdonalds eating a hamburger is having a cheat day and has been working their asses off all week just for that one treat? i just think it's wrong to jump to conclusions.

and it's not really fat people that irritate me, it's anyone who doesn't have any self control. i'm not fond of skinny people with fast metabolisms gorging themselves in the same thing their obese friend is eating, and the only reason they haven't ballooned up yet is genetics. so its not just the fatties i dislike.

Rarely are gyms open 24 hours. They need time to clean. In California (i dont know where else) theres a really good gym called 24 hour fitness. it's like 25 bucks a month and it's open (obviously) 24 hours a day. just look around and you should find one. it's even better if you're good at talking down prices. most places try to overcharge you because they know many people are going to talk them down ALOT.

Inspiring stories of fatties getting fit - go!

In Vancouver we have Grouse mountain and in the summer you can climb it on what's called the "Grouse Grind". A fit person can do it in under an hour, and I think the record is 25 minutes. Last time I went, must have been 2 in the afternoon, I was about 100 feet from the top when I see these two walruses on the side of the path. "Nearly there!" I say. "Oh thank god," mutters the one I suspect might be a guy coz his tits are smaller, "We started at 6 am." On the way back down I was eating a cornetto and had a freeze pop in my other hand as I passed them. I'd like to think I was motivating them.

The Golds Gym here is 24 hours. I tend to go from 11pm to 3am because there are zero people there at that time.

even if it costs more, i usually choose a 24 hour gym because at 1am there's nobody crowding me.

Whats a fatass to do when there aren't any gyms listed except those fucking curves places and he's at his limit with what he can do at home?

Theres no gyms in my area apparently and my set up at home was fine but I'm almost at the point where no matter what the exercise is I don't have enough weights and all I have is a bench set.

>Whats a fatass to do when there aren't any gyms listed except those fucking curves places and he's at his limit with what he can do at home?

I highly doubt a fatass could reach the limit of what he could do at home using his own body weight. If he could he wouldn't be a fatass.

Well I'm 190, my set only has 110 with it (not including bar) and everything I do except squats uses all 110 and the squats are close.

there might be a small local gym in your area. those usually don't get on the net. just look around. if not, just invest in a small pair of dumbells with adjustable weights. the kind where you switch out the plates. its not that expensive.

Those came with my weight set, those are the only things I'm not maxing out on yet since they could theoretically hold 70 pounds each.

HIIT in the backyard or living room. either way, muscle mass is going to make you bulk up even more. need cardio i think.

Thanks, I'm eating better than I ever did before so I'm losing some weight but it's slow going because of the well... muscle. I need a treadmill soon since I'm still really insecure even though I'm not THAT out of shape.
