Hey fucktard you are wrong:

Height = 70inches Weight= 128lbs Waist Width= 32inches

70*128= 8960 8960/32=280

2 seconds in Google:

1. Work out your height in metres and multiply the figure by itself
2. Measure your weight in kilograms
3. Divide the weight by the height squared (the answer to Q1)

For example, you might be 1.6m (5ft 3in) tall and weigh 65kg (10st 3lb). The calculation would then be:

1.6 x 1.6 = 2.56. BMI would be 65 divided by 2.56 = 25.39.

Or, you could just go to http://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en&q=body+fat+calculator&btnG=Google+Search&meta= for body fat.

Not body fat

Circumference method, which needs only a tape measure. Calipers are basically prone to the same range of error, especially when done by oneself. See article:

http://www.nhrc.navy.mil/programs/BodyFat/results.html

(skinfold testing is the kind with calipers)

Okay, whatever. I have no idea about the rest of the site. I googled "navy circumference body fat" the first time I found that calculator and have used it since without giving a damn what the rest of the site contains. The Navy Method itself is fucking sound, composed of body-shape data collected from every member of the Navy during their routine physicals. It's as good as calipers, which is why the Navy uses it.

Did you read the full post, the first part was if he meant BMI and the second was if he actually meant bodyfat. Think before you post for once.

Don't be so cruel. She's a woman. Obviously, asking her to think rationally is pretty much ruled out.

Question is, why the fuck would he mean BMI

Because, PetBot, a lot of people are deluded, some people genuinely believe their body fat percentage is the same as their BMI.
