Ok then, now moving on to what exactly I should be doing what are some upper body 'positions' I should do, prefrebly in the order I should be doing em. You can keep it short, I know you guys don't like to type alot and explain these things over and over. Just name it and I'll goggle it, design me a workout. It came with a book on the subject but I need something that explains it for a proud member of generation A.D.D such as myself.
