I have recently began lifting three times a week and running about 3-4 times a week as well. I always drink a protein shake after lifting but should I drink one after running as well? I am pretty skinny and want to bulk up but I have a small amount of fat on my belly that I want to lose.
just make sure you get enough protein throughout the day, morning, after working and before going to bed being the most important
