That doesn't explain anything; it's a myth. There is no artery that is cut off when you lock your knees, no veins, in fact, if anything, it takes the load off the muscles in your legs so your heart doesn't have to pump as much blood to them. This means there is more for your brain.
Stand up and lock your knees, let us all know how long it takes you to faint.
