indeed, the swastika appears in many cultures, including jewish (there's a pre-WW2 synagogue in Boston with a swastika motif on the walls), hindu, estonian, etc.

but with that particular color-scheme and layout its definitely nazi. most other swastikas run counter-clockwise, dont bend 90 degrees, are curved, and/or have different colors.

anywho, i still think that photo is shooped. no way would anybody not know what it is...
