Ok guys iv been eating like absolute shit the past couple of weeks due to work and not having time to cook anything decent, havnt been to the gym in 3 weeks due to injury and other unfortunate events, going to hit it hard tommorow, and about to cook some dinner. Im still unsure as to the best meals to be eating. Anyone got some suggestions for dinner/lunch?Usually I grab 2 pieces of wholegrain toast with peanut butter on my way to work, a bowl of cereal with low fat milk and yoghurt on morning break, lunch usually consists of a banana, apple, mandarin, and dinner usually consists of pasta/steak/sausages with a few veggies.tl;dr Help me with nutritional advice!
