Boy howdy I got some results!~ Turns out like everything else in this world, it's baaaaaaaaaaad for you TT. What would you recommend I do /fit/?

-Sunscreen isnt bad for you, too much sun is.

-Thats why sunscreen was invented.

-30 mins in the sun every day. Read by the pool, hang out at the beach with friends, etc.

-If you're ginger or mega freckly, you aren't going to tan, just go pink. Dont bother.

Alright then, enjoy your tan.

Okay /fit/, during an intense workout i sometimes get pins and needles on my nose. Heavy breathing/hyperventilating seems like the most rational reason, but my question is.. do i push through it? Should I stop? Is it dangerous if i begin to lose sensation in my face? etc.

Finally.

Though this just sounds like what I was taught when I was growing up, and it sounds like that's what you were taught as well. Don't you think your body absorbing all those chemicals and blocking your intake of Vitamin D sounds "bad" ?

A good sunscreen will only block UVA and UVB, and only to a certain extent. You will still get your decent dose of Vitamin D, dont worry about it.

About the "chemicals," just forget what wikipedia says, there is so much more risk of you developing skin cancer from excess UV when you dont use sunscreen. Use the stuff. Im actually surprised you havent been educated about it, but then again I grew up in New Zealand and Australia - major ozone layer problem.

TY. Though I see a very precise comparison between sunscreen and anti-germ products.
