I usually keep fat free chocolate pudding around the house for when I get chocolate cravings. It's only about 100 calories a cup, tastes great, and is a dollar for a 4 pack. Toothpicks and sugar free gum are great to have around if you are one of those people who eat out of boredom. And chocolate protein shakes are great for keeping your appetite at bay, but some brands taste like chalky ass.
