I know there's no such thing as 'spot reduction'.

but you see a lot of (largely middle aged men) walking around with 'beer bellies' yet skinny arms, is there a specific type of diet which causes this, and if so how do you encourage fat to be evenly distributed?

please excuse my ignorance.

it's genetic

Men typically gain mass quicker in their stomach region, as a result of frequent alcohol consumption and overeating. There's nothing you can do about even fat distribution, I believe that it's more of a genetic thing. Most men tend to gain it around their midsections, although some put on a lot of hip and leg weight. With women, it's more of the opposite of this.

Guis who take estrogen to treat prostate cancer problems start to distribute the fat around their bodies differently.

It is genetic, but it's made worse if they consume a lot of beer. Beer and other alcohol has testosterone-reducing side effects, and one of that is increased central (torso) fat storage.

A good solution would be to fuck a nigger up the ass extremely rapidly. You can burn over 9000 calories an hour doing this.

'Several colloquial terms used to refer to central obesity, and to people who have it, refer to beer drinking. However, there is little scientific evidence that beer drinkers are more prone to abdominal obesity, despite it being known colloquially as "beer belly", "beer gut", or "beer pot". One of the few studies conducted on the subject did not find that beer drinkers are more prone to abdominal obesity than nondrinkers or drinkers of wine or spirits.'

Beer has a lot of calories. Particularly the very heavy beers that were more common until recently. So people who drank a lot of beer are prone to being fat. They are also prone to be male(because men drink more beer)

So people noticed that beer drinkers got big guts. In reality the beer just made them fat, and their male genes put the fat in the gut.

Not so much. Alcohol has 7 calories to the gram, and most men are predisposed to gain adipose fat on their midsection. That's all there is to it.
