Hey /fit/, I like having a glass of Carnation Instant Breakfast in the morning and have been mostly drinking the No Sugar Added varieties. I just realized there's Splenda in them, should I switch back to the regular ones?

What's wrong with Splenda?

You'd have to be using about 10 to 15 packets of Splenda to get about a measly 1 g of carbs, so the amount in that instant breakfast thing should be negligible.

That said, try to opt for whole foods instead, and don't overly rely on meal replacements.

Drink water. Or milk. And for fuck's sake, eat real food.

I hate fake sugars.

for one, they just don't taste right
two, they give me headaches
three, they give me diarrhea
four, they're chemically created (and don't give me that 'it's derived from sugar' shit)
five, they give fatties the excuse to continue to consume too many fatty foods that they shouldn't be eating in the first place.

fuck that shit
