600 pounds? It's too late. You should eat more, and try to break the Guiness world record. Then when you die they'll have to break down one of your walls and they'll bury you in a shipping crate.

Yeah physical harm is HILARIOUS, seriously probably the funniest post i've read all day.

I think 600 is the point where you go to a doctor for help, not the Internet. But if you insist, make some significant changes to your diet for one. I know you don't get that large sitting around eating salads.

Cut back on the mayo and put your chicken salad on lettuce and tomato instead of white bread. You don't have to give up junk food and red meat FOREVER, those are special evil foods we like, but cutting them out of your diet for now would be for the best.

Awesome that sounds pretty easy. Well quitting all the junk food won't be but at least i know that if i do quit the junk i'll lost weight quick. I feel a little better already :).

There is no quick and easy weight loss. You'll either deal with the pain and uncomfort of exercise and eating right, which tends to go away, or you deal with the pain of rehab if you're lucky enough to live after your first heart attack.

Your choice.

If you're not trolling, then consult a fucking doctor. What you're talking about is a drastic change in your state of health, not the vanity bullshit weight loss goals that most people have in mind.
