Pic describes my posture. I'm skinny. I simply cannot eat in the morning and don't end up eating until around 11 am.

The thing is.. I used to always eat in the morning, but shit sucks now no matter how hard I try, I end up gagging and throwing up.

1. How do I correct that posture (neck sticks out) aka forward lean, I also have rounded shoulders

2. How do I eat more in the morning. I don't usually do exercise anymore.. I sorta stopped for some reason. Probably because I'm remodeling my room and my weight bench was in there and there is no room to put my weight set.

Is there any hope?

Posture is a matter of habit. The only thing you can do to fix your posture is to learn proper posture, and practice it until it is perfect. Stretches and strengthening can make correct posture easier to maintain, but it all starts in the mind.

With that said:

For your head, do "double chins". Pull your head straight back. If you're not chubby enough to get a double chin, just imagine. This is pretty much where your head needs to be. Keep it there.

For your shoulders, practice keeping them down and back. Lower them as far as you can, and pull them back as far as you can. Keep them there.

You're probably fucked at the hips too, keeping them way to extended. Squeezing your glutes will push your hips into something like the proper posture.

Do the above three things all at once, and your posture will be much better. You don't need to hold them in the most extreme position you can possibly reach, but you do need to be much closer to that position than you currently are. If you back up against a wall, your heels, hips, shoulders, and head should all touch at the same time.

Once you've got your shoulders and head back where they belong and your hips rotated right, you should find it very easy to stand firmly on the ground, without rocking up onto your toes.

To judge the shoulder position, you can hang your hands at your sides, and glance down at your thumbs. If you're rounding your shoulders, they'll point inward at something like a 45 degree angle. If you're keeping them back, they'll point almost directly forward.

i know a guy that has the same sort of physique as you. every now and again he works out with us, and it makes me die inside to see him do some exercises (ie squatz, deadlifts) cuz he can't get the form right at all, cuz his back is so curved
