Is HIIT as great as people make it out to be? I've always been a jog until you can jog no more type of guy when it comes to weight loss. I'm so sick of being burned by virtually every person when playing any competitive sport though, so I'd like to try something new. I just wanted to make sure that I wouldn't end up burning too few calories because I switched from an hour run to a 20-30 HIIT routine.
yea, running faster makes you faster

Did it myself, saw the results.
I've never heard the acronym "HIIT" outside of this board.I think most people who actually run say "interval training" or "speedwork".
