There we go

Dude, 215 is still incredibly high weight for someone who's 6'6". Keep going.

no it's not. I'm 6,4 and weigh 200 pounds. And I'm not fat.

If you can only squat 215 x 4 @ 215, you are probably fat.

If he was lean he would be HIOOJ and squat at least 325

how do yo squat OP?

I sincerely doubt that many in this forum could squat 215, so it's AWWIGHT BABYFUCK!

feet a little wider than shoulder width, since I'm disproportionate heighth-wise. I aim my toes a little out as well, otherwise my flexors cramp when I go down, dunno why.

Bar on my shoulders, back straight, look up as high as I can. Don't think my form is fucked...just takes me forever to make progress. Unlike some apparent Supermen in this thread...

LOL

I'm 180lbs and 6'4''.

So I'm skinny.

I squat 290lbs.

From what I've read: be careful with your feet angle. As long as you're aware of it and only do it a little bit it's probably no big deal, but you could try some stretching exercises as well. How low do you go?

Squatting 215 is probably pretty good for your height considering the fact that you have to go lower.

my legs don't quite go at a right angle. I feel like if I go lower, I won't be able to get back up.

And I work out alone and in the middle of the night, so it's a bitch without a spotter.

why be careful with angling your feet? you put less strain on your knees that way
>> Anonymous
>>457113
don't you have access to a squat rack?

I don't get this...

It's pretty easy to escape a back squat...
