Well, with my height and weight, I'm considered obese (bmi is 30.3). I am dieting and doing about 30 min of cardio a day.

BMI is irrelevant. Just answer the question you fat fuck.

Also, fried chicken and fries are gross, I'm fat and I wont even eat that garbage.

you don't have to starve yourself to lose weight, and that's what i would consider that to be. that is, unless you're just incredibly short and only weigh like 120 pounds or something.

seriously, don't try to diet so extreme, you'll just break down and quit or just binge, ruining what you've been working for. go for somethin more moderate.

Couple sips of coffee.

when I ate normal, I ate about maybe 300 calories more (had two main meals a day and ate various things throughout the day). I think my metabolism has always been screwed up, sadly.
>>21072
It's a grilled piece of chicken. I'd most likely eat a small breast and a bottom leg piece.

you must be really really short

I eat healthy stuff every 2.5 hours and my pants fall off me now after three months. Also, my metabolism is in such high gear I could eat a 12 course meal and still be hungry three hours later.
>> Anonymous
>>21090
just about a week ago i started doing that, eating about every 2.5 to 3 hours, just eating less and eating healthier, and now i'm seriously hungry all the time, like every 2 hours it starts. i guess it's a good sign, but i haven't been doing it long enough to judge any weight loss.

it'd be real slow though anyway, i don't weigh all that much.

It's strange isn't it? Once you get into the routine it becomes "normal". Just wait, after a couple of weeks you'll notice how your energy level stays constant throughout the day, with no carbo-crashes. I eat 2400 calories a day and still have lost 20 lbs in three months. Once you break a shit-food addiction you don't crave bad food anymore either. Eating healthy rules.

For breakfast I had a bowl of oatmeal crammed full of berries, brown sugar, full-cream milk and 3 pieces of toast with ricotta and honey. I had 2 peaches and a cappucino for a snack. I packed myself leftover pasta for lunch and I'll probably fry myself some fish and vegetables for dinner. I can't seem to keep on any weight at all lately, though.

Even if you do lose weight you're still going to be unhealthy eating like that. Eat some fruits and vegetables for fucks sake, your colon will thank you later.

I usually eat vegetables and fruits at night. A couple of celeries, a cucumber, orange, and some frozen grapes.

Also, I take multivitamins.

A glass of V8
Three slices of cinnamon raisin toast and a glass of orange juice
A granola bar
A bologna, salami, and cheese sandwich on wheat with a small bag of chips and some juice
A granola bar
A chicken breast, mashed potatoes, peas, and some juice
And a lot of water steadily throughout the day

I'm thinking about starting to substitute a couple of hard-boiled eggs in place of those granola bars, but making so many eggs a week might get to be a hassle.

Berry Capri Sun
Huge cajun chicken wrap with garlic honey mustard
An apple
Bunch of unsweetened iced tea
6 falafels
a huge pile of mysterious Indian grains and lentils
A big hotdog
Some popcorn
Bunch of water
A cup of coffee

I probably had something else too, but forgot about it.

If I had to guess without looking it up:
Soda: 150x2 (300)
Chips: 200 (200)
Cheerioes: 130 (130)
Whole Milk: 180 (180)
Double Stacker: 700x2 (1400)

So like 2210 or whatever. But thats with a single serving of cheerios (most people probably eat 2 or 3 in a 'bowl') and a single serving of chips, where again most people eat 2 or 3.

Plus, the BK thing could be way more. McD double cheeseburger is like 600 something. Some BK sandwhiches are in the 1000s by themselves
>> BOwen !i7E4yRzZEQ
>>21428
700's a good guess for the Double Stacker. It might be a little more, maybe, but Wendy's Baconator's are "only" 840, so I doubt the Stacker is much above 700.

So yeah, "only" 2200 calories...but how many of those came from fat? >_<
>> Anonymous
>>21428

Double Stacker is like 610. It comes out to around 2000. What can I say, I had a coupon.

30 mins of cardio a day will do NOTHING. You need to be working out for around an hour a day, every day (maybe taking two days off a week to rest) to see a difference.

Also, you can't be eating that amount of food a day and be exercising efficiently. You're either doing shitty exercises or you're sub-human. When you live your average day, you burn most of the calories you take in. When you exercise you burn a lot of calories and on top of your normal calorie burnage, this is why you lose weight.

You're not even eating the average amount for somebody who is trying to lose weight. You're basically starving yourself which is going to force your metabolism to slow down an insane amount. If you ever eat normally without increasing your exercise a shit tonne, you will gain weight.

If you don't mind me asking, what exercises do you do now and how much?

TL:DR - eat around 1500 calories a day if you feel the need to starve yourself. Increase your exercise and do some fucking decent ones. Eat some fruit and veg for energy. Drink water.
