What kind of workout would /fit/ do to gain this sort of body? I'm 160 lbs 5'9'', around 11-13% body fat, my main exercise is bike riding, also a mesomorph.

the terms mesomorph, endomorph, and the other one. are kind of outdated. but that body is almost impossible to achieve unlses your genetics suggest your arms be unusually far back on your torso and abnormally large deltiods.

However! something like it could be achieved with a rather simple weight training program.
