Alright /fit/ i need some help, i'm a 17 year old male, 5'10 and my weight bounces from 170-175 constantly. I'm a little chubby but not too much, and would like to lose that chub, and get cut up, any advice on how I could go about doing that?
the answer is probably offered multiple times over the 10 pages of /fit/ you fat faggot. basically lift weights, and don't eat dumb bullshit. no soda, no fast food, limit bread/starch.
run. 5'10" 175 is a pretty healthy weight, though.
