Carbohydrates Anonymous
I started to count my calories with fitday a couple of days ago. Turns out I'm having a low carb diet. Is this bad? How much carbs would be optimal for maintenance? I lift 3 times a week, no cardio. Pic related.

Also, I've been thinking about anabolic diet, any experience with that? Does it work? I'd like to lose some bf while gaining muscle, you know, usual stuff. Abs etc.
