What would you say the most likely routine of this guy would be to get like that? I have the same body type overall but not the bodyfat %.. Primarily isolation type stuff? or compound?

There are different steroids which have slightly differing effects, but mostly they all enhance your ability to recover, add mass and cut fat. But it's not like the muscles just grow themselves.

That's the truth. My old roommate and I did the exact same workout routine and had almost an identical diet for 9 months last year and he came out looking almost identical to that, and I came out looking good, but not at all like he did in the mid-section. It's just genetics....my arms were a lot bigger and my legs looked a ton better than his, but he got that perfect chest/abs that this person did.
