Hello, fit. Traveling on over here from /tg/

got a few questions,

1st) What are some good exercises for the lower pecs, mind you I don't have access to a weight lifting facility, i have a 100 pound weight set, and a bench I need to dig out of storage

2nd) what are some workouts effective at blasting away love handles?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

1 - lower/upper pecs don't exist per se...flys or presses are probably what you want

2 - no such thing as spot reduction of body fat... do some sort of endurance thing
