How do you lose body fat percentage and especially belly fat?
>> Anonymous
You eat less calories than is required to keep your current body weight.

TA-FUCKING-DA. This isn't fucking magic.

Exercise to increase your maintenance level and eat less, those 2 together = larger gap of calories = loss of fat (assuming you are giving yourself a reason to maintain muscle and eating adequate protein)

Give up the idea of losing just "belly fat", whatever the fuck that is. Eats less, exercise more, and dont ever say "belly fat" again or ask how to lose fat in one area of the body.

You can't spot reduce fat by diet or exercise, unless youre going in for lipo you can't lose in just one spot. Your body will decide the areas it loses in first, this is highly individual - some have abs visible far past 10-12% BF, others not. Cross your fingers and hope your parents were suitable gene donors.

Well, you'll technically lose fat from where it's the most built up MORE NOTICEABLY than from other areas. This isn't to say you're spot reducing, just that if the majority of your fat is in your gut, for example, that's where most of it will be burned from.

Do meth. Not only does it feel awesome but you'll be so high that you will forget to eat and therefore, you will lose weight.

You don't eat less you dip shits. You eat more, just less portion. Eat small meals every 2-3 hours, to build up your metabolism. Eat fruits, vegetables, chicken, brown rice, fish, etc. Drink at least a gallon of water a day and try to cut back or eliminate soda. Try to avoid red meat. And do cardio at least 3 times a week.

build up the muscles with weight training and endurence training exercises things such a pilates work those core muscles. Belly fat builds up in people with much more limited core muscles which would otherwise use that lipid reserve in times or stress or long winters in pre-civilvzation man.

the best is to do the follow in a patern that changes up each day two sets of 25 for each type

so you do 25 of each one then re do it again
then switch up the patern each day that wya the mucles are being work differently allowing time for different parts of the muscle to micro tear in different ways and let others relax thus building the muscle

Oh, and do crunches and sidebends every other day. Even abs need time to rest.

Also core muscles hold your organs in place better allowing for a better sitting of your organs and allowing them to take more force if injured because they are now weight down on them self as much. Core muscles include the small of the back in my book so the supermans crunches will help with that.

Also stay away from processed foods and anything with Fructose corn syrup of any type. Those processed foods are rife with perservitives that fuck up imune systems and your metablism.

In cases of such things as sodas, the use of High Fructose Corn syrup and an aditive used to make it have been proven in labrats to daman the Messanger RNA (mRNA) in the information in the mRNA on how to develop and produce Ribosomes in the creation of new cells. Ribosomes are the power factors of the cells are like the powerplants we use to electricty
