Hay /fit/ (are you guys like mis/fit/s or something?)

Anyway, I have a slight problem in that I have been losing weight in my legs and body but still have really flabby arms. Is there an particular workout that work help tone up the upper arm area?

not really, keep losing weight and you'll get stretchmarks on your arms.

all i can say is beef out as much as possible to hide that fact.

You see that cheer that the guy in the backround of your picture is doing? Do that, except repetitively and while holding a weight. Just start with the weight on your shoulder, and push up in a cheering motion.
It will develop your neck muscles and upper-arm muscles. I've been doing them for awhile now. They're really tiring though.

you cannot lose weight in a specific area. just keep at it.

Vitamin E is used to get rid of stretchmarks. Look for vitamin e-specific lotions.
