What's the best 2 muscle combinations to do in one workout?

I was thinking of doing this:
Day 1: Chest and Triceps
Day 2: Biceps and Upper Back
Day 3: Abs and Shoulders
Day 4: Legs and Lower Back

Are those good combinations or bad? I've heard both sides, but I figured I'd ask you.

drop biceps completely, and combine lower and upper back days. don't do back and legs same day, in fact, you should do legs at least twice (if not more) during the week. They're important, you know..

the best chest exercises (dips and bench presses) already work the triceps already, so no need to do on the same day.

in fact, maybe it's just best if you go to stronglifts and do what the guy there tells you to....

With ab exercises mixed in each time.

Why would you want to work the biceps and the chest on the same day ? The triceps is more sollicitated on chest day anyway. I'd say sitck with

Also you can work your abs on any day you see fit you don't overwork them abs are not some kind of magical muscle they need time to recover also.
