I've been having trouble sleeping recently, going to bed around 10, getting up around 8, but I cant seem to get to SLEEP until the wee hours, and its extrememly frustrating as i seem to be woken by my alarm just as i'm getting into a deep sleep. I have started taking mild sleeping pills, and they help a lot, but i still dont get to sleep for a couple of hours after i go to bed. Any idea whats keeping my up at night?

inb4 guilt, touching myself etc.
