How does one prevent stretch marks from weight training?

Or should I just ignore them?

Vitamin D supplements are supposed to help that.

I think...

You can't do anything about it. It's really dependent on your skin type, etc.

They just naturally happen.

What he said. If your skin is prone to getting stretch marks, no lotion will help.

So far I've had no problems with stretch marks, but I'm white as a ghost.

Well yea... there's no pigment to stretch.

Darker people will get stretch marks.

Yet during the study they DID do they found that the placebo even helped. To me that's a failed study.

A lotion with Cocoa Butter and Vitamin E like Vaseline Intensive Care (the brown bottle) will help, over time they will also fade themselves but anyway.
