Hey /fit/ I'm starting a diet , eating better low calorie deal. I was wondering what should I do exercise wise to burn the most fat? Also what would be a realistic amount of weight lost in a 6 month period? I'm looking to drop an ungodly amount of weight (no not aneroxic just a fatass.)Pic not related in the least.

I lost about 40 pounds in a a 3 month period so you should be able to do more. I just ate less and excercised, rode my bike mostly.
eat more fruits , it will make you lose weight faster and you will be healthier , a looooot helthier.And leave the candies or food that will make you heavier , and run run RUUUN
