hey /fit/, im 5 9 and weigh about 123 lbs. what would be a normal weight for my height? i have a BMI of 5% if that helps

Well you basically solved it yourself with your stated BMI. 5% is very, very lean. You could go up around 2% more and be comfortable.

Of course, this is all assuming you're a chick. If you're a guy, then Jesus fucking Christ, eat a hamburger.

You are pretty freakin thin, man. I'd advocate staying off cardio and gaining like 10-15 pounds (of muscle). You probably have a hard time gaining weight judging from your stats, but yeah, I'd say get INTO a gym, and up your calorie intake by 500 a day.
