Alright /fit/ so ive been lifting weights for track running for about a year now 3 days a week each day doing a different exercise for traps,delts,pecs,abs,biceps and triceps and back. if that makes sense basically i do 6 different exercises each workout one for each major muscle.Pic unrelatedI want to know if I would be better off just doing on the first day of the week chest and back then second biceps and triceps then third with delts and traps(with rest day in between.Thanks
