You might have a fast metabolism, might not have the genetics to grow much muscle (fast) and so on.
'Ate healthy' pretty much sounds like 'ate too little to grow muscle' to me. Not that you should eat unhealthy, but you have to eat a shitload if you want some real gains. Especially if you've got a fast metabolism.
Eat over 9000 kcal a day, work out with a good schedule 3/4 times a week for 1 year. You will see gains.
