So i'm trying to lose some pounds. I want to lose these fucking man tits i have. And of course lose my fucking double chin. I'm taking regular walks (not jogging, power walk, just flat out walking) for 45 minutes to an hour almost every night and twice a day: 10 push ups, 20 sit ups and 10 each of those sit ups that you lean towards the side.

What kind of exercises can i do to lose some weight but more importantly these fucking bitch tits i've got going on.

put some muscle on your pectorals
shed water and fat weight (combo of resistance training, cardio and dieting)
if its still there when you get below <10% BF its hormonal and you need to get surgery. that's what you get for McDonalds putting growth hormones in your burger.
