since im poor i got my diet down: i eat anything i can find in my house

any suggestions for my schedule thats hard as fuck to stick to?
Day:7:30AM workout||12PM workout
M: Bench/Skull Crushers||Jog(2-5miles)
T:Stomach(situps/leglifts)||Bike(10+miles)
W:Reverse(curl),curl
T:
F:Pushups(weighted)||Jog
S:Stomach/Reverse(curl),curl||Bike

I do all this at home and won't goto a gym and can't afford a pullup bar because I am poor as fucking shit, but I will get one eventually.
