@ 6'0 215 lbs i ate like 800-1500 calories from last sept to april and lost about 50 lbs. There were a few weeks here and there where I would let myself go, but pretty much stuck to it. I never felt especially hungry because I just replaced a few meals with vegetables and only drank water. I didn't exercise too much, some push ups and jogging around the block a few times a week. I lost a lot of muscle though... I don't think I had 50 lbs of fat to lose.
