I have this question.I train in a gym 3-4 days a week.I trained today too, but it's friday, so i wanna go out with my friends and drink som beer.I know Alcohol is the worst enemy of muscles, buthow much do you guys usually drink to NOT spoil all your training (what do you drink, how strong is it, how much etc)[spoiler]i know i should just NOT drink[/spoiler]
Just do some drugs with no calories bruh.
When I go out drinking I usually have some water. Shots of water are good for you post workout.
