Hows this for a good workout schedule to go from 200 to 175.

Monday: HIIT for 15 min, abs/pushups
Tuesdays: Cardio on elliptical (28 minutes), some muscle training (Arms, chest, shoulders)
Wens: HIIT for 15 min, abs/pushus
Thurs: Cardio on elliptical (28 min), muscle training (Legs, Back, Torso)
Friday: HIIT 20 min, abs/pushups
Saturday: Cardio for 30 min
Sunday: Off day

With 1900 daily calorie in take. Every week, I increase the amount of cardio/HIIT Im doing by 1 minute. How good am I on this plan?
