I was thinking of not eating anything for a few days(i have the willpower to do so) and drinking nothing but water to lose some pounds of body fat.

Is this a viable way to lose a few pounds over a few days? and what would some complications be?

better than purging at least but only by a little and if you start eating regularly again you gain the majority of it back.

A better idea would be to only nuts (preferably almonds) for an entire week, with the water of course. a person lost up to 30 pounds doing this but he was a eurofaq. Either way be sure to eat smaller meals leading in or out of this plan. so you lessen any stomach pains or gain it all back.

Do not starve yourself you will not lose weight that way. Regulate your eating habits, cut down on the shit food. Only have water no soda.
