looking pretty good, how long have you been working out?
>> FUCKING CAPS SQUAD
Can't see much of lats from here, but they look pretty good. 141214 is right, though. You need more upper arm. I'd like to see what you look like after dropping another % body fat or so.

Yeah you're right, I'm trying to work that part but my biceps doesn't seem to grow... triceps gained a bit

>>141216
Since September so that makes... 8 months

But due to poor diet, i didn't make huge progress or gain much weight, only 10-12 pounds since the start

I like it. It's the kind of body I'm aiming for. Pretty lean, not so bulky.

Body fat %, please?

lats are not good, your hands shouldn't touch your sides when they hang.

also if he has more upper arm, he needs more traps and delts to go along with it

Abs aren't really apparent if I'm not flexing, so I'd say around 12%, I don't really know though

ie, weak, not so strong.

5"7 would look great ripped at about 160lbs. this is for a lean athletic look.

more mass all around, you are doing good so far, keep it up. i think 20 more lbs all over especially in the delts and lats would look amazing on you.

rounded delts make a man look powerful but not blocky

How the fuck do I have bigger shoulders than you at 130 and the same height.

My legs must be really skinny.

i'll second that 11-12% bf.

for 5' 7" 140 you're in good shape. good size in chest for that height-weight. deltoid definition is visible. good separation between biceps and triceps.

that said, if your goal is 160, start lifting heavier. you've made what looks like some good gains (i'll assume you were even smaller before). unfortunately, early gains are often the easiest/quickest. adding 20 lbs will take time and a lot of effort, along with a lot of eating. don't be afraid to eat "dirty" to add bulk and then cut later.

a lot of you gains should come from adding mass to your back and shoulders. deadlifts, rows (bent and upright), military presses, dips (weighted), pull ups/ pulldowns should all become more common in your work out plan.

seriously, i looked like you a year and a bit ago.

i found that a great thing to have when you are a slender build is lateral and posterior deltoid mass. i did lots of various flies and wide grip upright rows and stuff.

it makes you look wider and more of a v shape, which looks pretty sick, also you get that "cap" on your delts which looks kickass too. that combined with traps is the #1 thing that gives a physique a powerful look.

think of the back as the "frame" of the picture that is your physique, it makes you look so much more powerful and bigger than if you put that same weight into chest and biceps

looks like you have a good lean build. I'm not sure what your goals are but you should gain some weight. 10 lbs would be a good goal and then see where to go from there. you need to work your traps and delts more. you have good definition, just need to pack on some more mass. good luck
