does anyone else find it hard as hell to get all the daily protein requirements your body needs? I weight 183 and I hear that I may need 1.5 times my body weight in protein a day. It's really hard to keep up with. Even peanut butter would have to be consumed in huge quantities to get a good amount of protein out of it

1.5 is a bit much unless your doing some hardcore weight trainer also why do you think protein powders sell so well?

yeah a big mac has 24g protein in it evidently. What I usually get from mcdonalds though are those grilled chicken patties. 1.50 for one of them and they're convenient if you're in a bind

If you are looking to bulk up alot you want the 1x, if you want to maintain and tone and shit its the .5x and the minimum you want to keep your current physique is .33x

Theres excess sodium but i thought fit was smarter than to assume that fat and carbs will make you die. Both of those are acceptable and desireable for a very lean person looking to gain weight.

you're not on a really serious program and you don't need 270g of protein per day, 150 is plenty

canned tuna + shakes
