Dear /fit/. I have to prepare a physical test for a military course in 3 months from now on, and I'm required to do a 8000 m. race in 40 minutes -no problem, I have a rather good program, and it's working- but I need also to be able to do 8 pull-ups; apart from losing my overweight (I've lost 7kg in two months, yay), which exercises would be good for the pull-ups?

I would suggest integrating pull-ups into your routine to prepare for the pull-up test.
Back exercises, at the very least lat pulldowns
