Speed/Endurance Training Anonymous
I'm 5'11" 139lbs. Starting now all throughout the summer i plan on building some speed, endurance, and upper body muscle.

I'm going much more for the speed and endurance than the strength factor and was wondering if anyone could give me some advice.

I don't have much endurance now so don't just say run 10 miles a day or some bullshit i'm looking for some kind of progression over a few months. I do not want to take any supplements, but am wondering what exactly to eat and drink.

Well, if you can't run 10 miles, how many miles can you run?

Let's say it's 2. So, go out and run 2 miles. Do that everyday or every other day for a week or so. Then bump it up to 2.5 or 3. Progress isn't really that hard. You start at wherever you are, and then keep increasing slowly until you get where you want to be.
