Hi /fit/. So I haven't exercised since I was a kid, and back then I didn't know what I was doing anyway. Besides, I want to get back in shape. Unfortunately, I have no idea where to start. So could you please tell me the absolute basics that I have to know? I know how often to do it, that I need to drink a shitton of water, but besides that I'm clueless.
