First of all, cut most of the shit in your diet. This includes soda, energy drinks, candy, etc. Drinking shit like soda isn't extremely bad, but don't drink like 8 cans a day, maybe 1 a day, _tops_. Try to eat multiple (4-8) small snacks/meals a day rather than a couple of big ones to get your metabolism going.
Now, do some light exercise like, as others suggested, walking, jogging, bicycle, etc. Try push-ups as well, chances are.. you can't do one. Do them against the wall or from your knees until you can. It'll help with the man-boobs.
And finally, don't be impatient and don't slack on yourself. Don't be a fat-fuck the rest of your life.
