So, this morning I went out a jogged for about an hour and a half. Nothing too special, I just made sure I kept my heart rate up as long as I could. The problem is that after I finished I went to my local supermarket to find something to eat. Jesus fucking Christ, everything is so unhealthy that it makes me sick. I came across a small bowl of fruits and shit but it was a whopping $8.What's some good, slightly cheap food that I can buy that won't make my workout a waste of time?
>>255136Lean Cuisine. They're kind of carby, but they're tasty, have 20g+ of protein, and low calorie content, like everyone of them is less than 400 calories.
>>255139frozen dinners have a dickton of sodium and preservatives.... just sayin
>>255136To really look after yourself, you've just got to learn to cook for yourself using raw ingredients. Surely it won't take you much time for you to pack a light meal and carry it in a backpack while you jog.

>>255146Yeah, I've always been told that boxed or processed foods were always a bad idea.>>255150I've been trying but I hardly have money for raw ingredients these days. I think I can afford it today though. What do you recommend? I'm leaning towards something like oatmeal or fruits and stuff.
