Hi /fit/ Does anyone know a good brand for a multivitamin that doctors recommend or came up with a good lab report? I want to find a better multivitamin;one I know is working or is atleast tested and has decent ingridents. Also, the same goes for fish oil. Has anyone compared several brands of vit. or fish oil and found one to be superior? Please give some reviews. Thanks.

on this topic, kinda. been taking cos liver oil for a bit now, then started on multivitamin too. read in lots of places these are basic things to take.

anyway, my girlfriend pointed out that they both contain vit A and it's not something u want to overdose on, i asked a doctor and they said take them both if i want, just alternate days.

well if you MUST take a multi, balanced essentials from heaven sent. its quite expensive though as any good liquid multi will be.

fish oil, which EVERY ONE should be taking(AND NO FLAX IS NOT AN ACCEPTABLE REPLACEMENT UNLESS YOU'RE A VEGEFAG), just look for the highest dosage at the cheapest price. fish oil is fish oil.

You don't mention price as a factor, and these are pretty expensive, but I'd say Mark Sisson's vitamins are probably the best on the market. http://www.primalnutrition.com/index.php

STOP TAKING COD LIVER OIL AND JUST TAKE FISH OIL. THE REST OF THE FISH IS NOWHERE NEAR AS HIGH IN VITAMIN A. REGULAR FISH OIL IS ALSO A BETTER SOURCE OF EPA AND DHA PER PRICE.
