Yea, The P90X videos and documents are all available on torrents.. also.. 90 days? three months? anyone can make amazing progress in 3 months. I wouldn't have paid for it.

any who It does look to be a solid program. Best of luck... And don't quit... only a faggot quits something that cost them 120$

Well if you want p90x to work you'll need to move some iron ( you need dumbells to do the program).

in case you didnt know...p90x is a weightlifting regimen which happens to be on tape. it is like 'hitting the iron' with a personal trainer and also supplemental cartio and stretching to keep your body athletic. You can hardly compare it to Richard Simmons

Not for a beginner trainee. No barbell = fail. OP, if you've never lifted before I'd STRONGLY recommend stronglifts or starting strength. Google that shit.

yeah...you'll need the equipment definitely...what i did is i ripped the sound from the mpgs that i downloaded off of a torrent and put the mp3s into my ipod. having watched them before hand, i went to the gym and listened to p90x there. i already knew the moves while i heard tony horton guiding me through them..its a kick ass workout...its not easy...especially the one with all the pullups

They do stuff like that because it's easier for them to jump right into without being intimidated, and it is sort of.... engaging I suppose. They try to make those videos fun and motivating. Like you are doing it WITH someone.

OP here... i have been lifting for 6 months but just recently got serious about it and went on a strict diet. I just want a good regimen that i can follow during college. If i do not schedule my workouts i will never have the time...thats why i went to a 'video program' to keep me focused
