Hey /fit/ I hear mixed thing on supplements, but all I hear is good things with Muscle Milk, but I am still a little skeptical. I weight lift about 3 times a week. Will this help be build lean muscle like it says?

Yes, but shocking your system with protein like that can't be good for your body. I recommend drinking moar soy milk and eating moar soy products.

Protein supplements will help but you need to work your muscles hard before they have any effect. You want to ensure that you get your protein requirements continuously throughout the day, not just all of it in one big meal. On days you work out, a protein shake right after your workout will jump-start the recovery process.

Eat more meat/peanut butter and rely on muscle milk only as a fill in when you don't have food around or it's inconvenient to make chicken. It's a supplement, not a part of the food pyramid.
