yo /fit/, do you use this machine often at the gym? And how much can you press? I can press 160lbs 10 times in a row, it's hard and I pretty much hate the machine, but it is good training for your titties.

Either way, a machine press is still a nice, slow way to work into real bench pressing. You will still see results, just not nearly as quickly, and you are limited.

Beg do fucking differ. Check out some of his youtube vids. Guy even does fucking freeweight squats. he doesn't go below parallel though. Dumbell presses and dumbell lunges and whatnot atleast half or more is freeweights
