Hey /fit/, I'm an active person. 5 day workout per week between 1.5-2 hours each day. Age 19, weight 195. When I'm running on treadmill speed 8, after a 10minute run my HR is 168, how bad is this?

Thats not bad.... give it time and youll get better. might want to decrease speed and increase time though. better for cardio

Eh, I do it after my weight workouts so I usually want to gtfo of there asap. It totals to around 1.5+ miles. And burn about 250-300 calories. My BF is 14%. Losing a steady 1-2lb per week.

Still good to get more cardio in every week. Keeps your heart healthy. Also if you lift for 32 hours your overdoing it unless you want to look like a fucking body builder and get saggy skin when your old.

I guess, I've been building speed though. 15min total is what I do on treadmill after every workout, 2min warmup 10min run 3min cooldown. I get bored running at slow speeds. Don't even sweat unless I'm on speed 6+.. otherwise I'm not even out of breath. I could throw in another cardio session in morning though. Since I workout around 2-4pm
