makes no difference. i use it to relax. and i guess the munchies help in eating lots of protein rich food, which is pretty good after you've worked out..

Marijuana is not good for you. Its an immunosuppressant. Its bad for your lungs just like smoking. It can cause throat and mouth cancer. Long term weed usage actually makes physical ailments worse rather than better.

You can keep pretending that weed is "not bad for you" or "not as bad as alcohol" and "not addictive" and all that shit.

Stereotypical weedheads are all pretty common and few mj smokers are ripped, especially not ones who use it a lot.

But whatever, do what you want to do to your body, but don't delude yourself into thinking weed is beneficial.
