Hey /fit, what are the different formulas for different kinds of biceps? For example, what would you do for long biceps, and what would you do if you wanted a peak? Do taller biceps mean stronger, or do longer ones mean stronger?

I suggest:
1)Move to Korea
2)Hire someone to clone you
3)Hire a Genetic Engineer
4)Genetically modify your clone to have a different bicep shape.

answer is easy,

light weights hi reps = Thin toned arms

Heavy weight low reps = big tall muscles

Heavy weight low reps + 1 set of lift once weight (a weight that you can only lift once) = tall peaks

in order to build a peak on your bicep, you need to suppinate your wrist away from your body at the height of the contraction
