I.E., doing lots of reps of something, holding something heavy for a long period of time, and shit like clap pushups. You are retarded if you think people can get to be high level weightlifters without power (they often use resistance bands in tandem with the bar to drill for this). Many advanced lifters and all strong men competitors train for all of these aspects of strength.
