I've never been here before and I'm sure this will be a big fatass repost.

But can i get some recommendations on a regimen for obtaining PROMINENT [not like the picture, that's a little too prominent] abs, and pecs?

I'm 6ft 150lbs so I'm on the skinny side, won't be needing to lose weight or anything, just build muscle.

Okay, pull ups and push ups aren't going to build your abs, so the above post is full of retardedness. You need to do ab exercises, and you should probably look into weighted ab exercises as well. Technically, those ab crunch machines (like the bar ones) are the lest efficient you can do, but google it.

Swallow as much human semen as possible. From your first post I figure you're taking in a few loads a week already, but now you really have to push it. Try for a few a _day_ if you can. The testosterone in the semen will drive your body into OVERDRIVE and make your abs and pecs start to stick out.

yes I said I wanted to build muscle, however I want to build muscle purely for looks. Not strength.
