Working out gets me acne. Nothing too bad but nobody likes pimples..

Now my question is, would changing how I work out lessen the acne fit? Like I normally do heavy lifting, but if I went for stamina/getting ripped rather than size, would this tone it down? Or would it probably not matter much if at all?

Probably won't matter much. Where are you getting acne? Your body? Could be that you need to shower properly after working out. Or (depending on your age) working out could be pumping extra testosterone causing it.

keep ur workout routine. make sure u clean urself properly and exfoliate very soon after workout, if not right away

I'm getting the acne near neck/chin and also my chest

My chest never sweats though.. I'm also 20. I'd imagine that it's due to extra testosterone from working out, and not sweating.

I take a weight lifting class and everytime I always get acne, and then when I get a month break or so, my acne clears up for it to break out again when I start again

Hmm...my sweat tends to de-grease my face if anything. It is when I sit down and do nothing all day that I feel the caked layer of shizzle on me.

That said, you're probably not bathing properly or you're using steroids. Or you just react differently to sweat than I do, BUT THAT PROBABLY ISN'T ITLOL

It's likely hormone imbalance. Happens to some people, not to others. Or you might be taking roids.

I shower... Also if you mean I'm not using soap or something, then you probably never have had acne problems ever because soap actually dries your face out and fucks the chemicals up which can and will break your face out (but I think it varies on the person)

Yeah that's what I'm assuming it is, which is why I'm wondering if going for stamina would lower the hormone imbalance or not

I've also heard chocolate can cause acne too, and I never ever eat chocolate, but my whey protein is chocolate flavored, I dunno if that means it has chocolate in it or it's artificial and wouldn't matter

Eating chocolate occasionally will not give you acne.

Do you think inserting chocolate rectally will?
