HOW OFTEN SHOULD I EXERCISE SO I CAN EAT POISON EVERY NOW AND THEN?!?!

what a dumb question, eating poison is always a bad idea

Once a week should be fine. I remember going for about 3 weeks straight with a clean diet as possible and binged on Jack in the box's double ciabatta with bacon and cheddar wedges. My body fucking revolted and my stomach turned for almost the entire day. It's amazing how our bodies weren't meant to digest this crap.

if you are exercising in the week , a dirty junk meal as a treat at the weekend is fine imo.

This is the right thing to do. Once a week, eat anything you want (don't overdo it, though). Fucking hippie fags that think that's bad for you, roffle.

The consensus among people in the fitness "industry" is USUALLY someone will give one day to eat whatever they've been craving the whole week, with the rule that they're strict and stick to a hardcore, nutritious diet the other 6 days. Some are so EXTREEEEEME as to eat "clean" 100% of the time.

I find that, even on a diet, following a "cheat" day, I will look leaner, fuller, and feel a lot less hungry (but still hungry).

Cheat days can help break plateaus. Normally, you're supposed to stagger your calorie intake: 3 days low, 1 day not-so-low. Cheat meals definitely count as not-so-low.

I've cut down a lot on junk food, but the only indulgence I allow without guilt is Chick-Fil-A. You could say I have it once a week, sometimes longer, sometimes sooner. It can't be enough to derail my efforts, it could be a lot worse, and I NEED IT.

has anyone tried those cheesy-tots at burger king. they're like fried bits of mac and cheese. they're delicious... and deadly. And far superior than chicken nuggets.

not true at all.

Everything in moderation, my man. Obviously with fastfood, the less you eat, the better. Eating it, however, does not mean you will instantly transform into a fat chud.
