Is there any good way I could beat my food aversion / phobia? Is not that I dont like fruits and vegetables , but im terrible scared and disgusted at almost all food , looking at it makes me feel bad and tasting it its worse.

The exercise and all is amazing , but is kinda stupid to do a big effort on it , and then going back to eating the same unhealthy food , and im scared on getting a heart attack or something when doing exercise because of this.

Its sad , but at this rate im thinking on ending anorexic alredy , whats the meaning on the diets when I cant even eat them!

people who are bulimic or anorexic are in a severe state that need help immediately. Anorexics have less than the basal metabolic rate, causing all sorts of function problems. what I would immediately suggest that these people to do is do more exercise, which will generate a deeper hunger. Also drink more water than usual. An extra 1-2 cups if you can. drinking this water 20 minutes before eating will stimulate more hunger also.

you need to unlearn your negative associations with food and replace them with something positive. jack off and immediately after you bust your nut have something to eat.

you'll learn to associate eating healthy food with feeling good.
