Human Growth Horomone Pills Anonymous
Heyo /fit/

I'm 17 and weigh 145, and am interested in HGH pills. I'm really trying to bulk up right now, and was wondering if these would be a good investment.

Do they work for gaining bulk, and muscle?

Any nasty side effects?

Should I take them before a workout? after? both?

What is a good brand to buy?

From everything I've heard the ones you can buy online are complete bullshit. Waste of money. I knew a guy at school who some how got ahold of a prescription for pituitary dwarfism steroid and he got great results but you can't just buy that shit at GNC.

That's what I heard, but I was just hoping their might be something like it out there, oh well thanks for your response.

When loading on creatine you need 3 servings a day. I take one before and after i work out and one that I put in a shake. Whey and creatine is perfectly safe. Creatine mono, brand wise go to vitamin shoppe and get their in store brand, its cheap and works. If used correctly supplements can help a lot.

Most importantly if you have a gym membership, talk to the trainers and get advice. Have them watch you work out so they can make sure you get your form down. You can throw up alot of weight but it doesn't mean shit if you aren't doing it right. Also get a good routine down not only with your workout but with your diet.

sorry one more question. When getting the creatine, should I go for the pills or the powder?

took hgh pills once, very bad move. these guys are all unchecked and the ones i bought were loaded with synthetic testosterone of some kind.

hgh pills are nonsense. if you want real hgh, get a prescription from a doc or order the real thing.

From what our athletic trainer said, pills are less effective because you can't be sure how much creatine is actually in them. With the powder you can control your serving.

another option is l-dopa. You can find it online. It is a dopamine precursor and once ingested you eventually get extra dopamine in the brain and as a side result an increase in hgh.
