two years ago when i was a senior in highschool, i was coming off of a meniscus tear in my knee, and i went from being 180 in may (my jounior year) to 205 at the start of my senior year. i am about 5"8 maybe 5"9. when i saw that big 200 i decided that i need to lose weight. what i did was i stopped eating all fast food except subway (i became jared) i only ate either the cold cut turky, or the chicken teryaki, the only kind of sauce i used was the sweet onion sauce, which has no fat. also no cheese. i also stopped drinking regular soda, switched to diet, even though its not that good. i did workout a little, but after one year i dropped to 170. i kept this up for another year, but i worked out alot more, mostly ran and went swimming at my gym. i am now hovering around the 150 mark (may go down to 147 and may go up to 154) i took before and after pics...and i am very proud of my self. i look like a new person. when i see people havent seen since i graduated highschool, they all go crazy about how much weight i lost. to sum it all up....it took me 2 years to lose 50 or so pounds. went from a 37-36 waist to a 32-31. it takes TIME to lose weight. and you must have the mind set, and can not give up and give into temptations. i still havent fallin into the temptation of eating mcds...2 years and going
whatever you decide to do to lose weight, i wish you good luck. and do not give up, no matter what happens.
