Hey /fit/I'm relatively new here, so i guess the welcoming "newfag" is in order. Anyways I got a question.Firstly, I'm in my first year of college, I'm kinda small: 6'1 and 125 lbs. I got a surprising amount of time on my hands but the field and swimming pool are booked every goddam day. Recently (started 4 months ago) I've taken to my bike and have been doing some serious biking (hilly).I wanna know: If I want to be able to participate in a biking event (13 km, flat road) in two weeks, is there any way that I could get ready in this amount of time? If not, there is another opportunity in January for the same contest so what would be the best routine for that?I haven't been this into biking ever since I first learned how to ride a bike and I can get easily motivated to put in some good time and effort in the work process.Do the good citizens of /fit/ have any suggestions?
Fuck the bike, go do some SQUATZ
Do squats, eat oats.
lol 13km on flat land is fucking cake for anyone whos been riding a bike for more than 2 weeks so just keep riding. from what you describe you sound fucking skinny as shit so just eat more, ride hard and you will be in shape for this
This shit is like DBZ when they have to fight that pink fucker. They train like fuck, but when it came to the last week they just sat back and ate a whole fuck load of Japanese dumplings. holy shit.
