So i'm 6'1, 187 pounds(85 kilos, metric fuck yeah). I'm trying to drop to 170.
I don't have time for gym, the exercise I do is walking to work monday to saturday. (25 minutes each way).

do pushups and situps and other calisthenics, you need to build muscle to burn more calories. you dont needa gym, dont be fucking lazy just do 4 sets of 25 situps and pushups every morning. eat chicken and fish, with spinach and other vegetables. eat some whole wheat bread or muffins for essential carbs.
