I've been drinking atleast 1 1/2 gallons of milk for a good 10 years now. Is that bad? Should I cut down?

I don't know. Don't change your diet at all except stop drinking milk for 2 weeks and write down how that makes you feel. Replace milk with water (ie eat cereal dry with a glass of water etc). Then start drinking milk again, and compare that to how you felt when you were off it. Let the results speak for itself.

And then OP should enjoy his newly developed lactose intolerance.

Lactose intolerance in 2 weeks, do you think he's made out of glass?

Daily? Shit!

My point was, he's not going to notice any difference if he's been drinking for ten years. Stop being paranoid. Once you have the gene that controls enzymatic breakdown of lactose, you're not going to lose it. But this is a useful thing to do anyways, because if he doesn't have the gene, it just means that his body adapted to drinking it. OP can either continue drinking without any problems if he chooses, or he can stop.

I was gonna say, the way you worded the first statement, it sounded like Its taken you 10 years to drink 1 1/2 gallon

if it's anything other than skim milk than you should switch to skim because you're getting way too much shitty fat that you definitley don't need. Skim milk is probably the second best thing you can drink. Amazing protein to everything else ratio.
