Wanna go buy some vitamin supplements for a month, what vitamins should I concentrate on more for someone who is physically active?

Or just get any random multi vitamin and be happy?

"Unless you're an Ethiopian famine victim or morbidly obese and eat literally nothing but stuff made by Nabisco and Mars, multivitamins won't do ANYTHING to help you. It is pretty much the biggest hoax in the health industry.

You must get your vitamins and minerals from natural sources in order for them to absorb and properly digest."

This is from a certified nutritionalist.

The people saying you shouldn't take multivitamins are idiots. I can find more evidence that the moon landings were faked.

That's a list of the vitamins and minerals you're body needs. Unless you want to base a decent portion of your day on scrambling to get all of them, then take a multivitamin.
