What foods should I stay away from if I want lose fat specifically around my midsection (stomach, hips)? I already do cardio, but I'm really not sure where to go as far as eating.

Chicken, oats, vegetables, some fruit, brown rice, beans, and fish. Eat those. Drink lots of water, cut out salt. Do cardio n shit. Your stomach is the last area you lose fat(usually), so work on losing it everywhere and it will fade from your midsection.

There is no ass. It's just thighs and a torso, which is kind of freaky.

You look fine in that picture. But I agree with>>458262. Unless you want to do a lot of working out and burning carbs then go ahead and eat breads. But the best thing to do is stay away from those things and to also no eat fatty meats. And even if it's not a fatty meat, don't eat too much. They say you should eat about 2 serving of meat witch is about the size of 2 decks of cards. Keep that in mind. Another idea, don't sit around and watch tv! Read! It may not seem like anything, but when you read you burn more calories than watching tv since you actually use your brain. It's not much, but every little bit matters. I wish I took my own advice sooner. But from my mistakes I help you!

Pretty much what OP is asking for is to TONE and SPOT REDUCE her stomach.

Jesus christ, if you say "inb4" it doesn't make it less true, it just makes you look like an idiot.

Maybe should have mentioned but that picture is not me, just googled muffin top. And no, I'm not asking how to spot reduce and tone those certain areas I'm asking what foods to eat to avoid adding more fat.
