Hey /fit/Since summer's here, I have the whole day for free time and I think it's time I got in shape.I'm a male, 6'3"(1.9m) and 250'ish pounds :(Basically, I need a plan for the day to get weight off, and not necessarily worried about bulking (I can do this later?). I have no idea how to set goals, and have low cash. Can /fit/ help?pic unrelated
