I've always hated my stomach. I'm not fat, but since I'm short,any weight gain is major. My basic weight-loss plan involves running/jogging every morning for 30 minutes and eating a lot fewer calories. I also have some weights for my arms. Does this sound like a good start for someone who hasn't ever tried to work out before?
Does it sound like a good start? Definately. Just make sure that the fewer calories that you're eating are going to be benficial to your new cardio. Your body is going to hate you when you first start out, but stick with it.
