I feel like a faggot asking this...

I'm 6'2", 265lbs, boobs bigger than a bunch of girls I know, big fucking gut, etc.

I still live at home, no job, no access to gym equipment. My mom and my sister said I could join their weight watchers faggotry. I know weight watchers can work for a guy, but I just feel like a faggot trying it, although I'm desperate to lose some fucking weight.

I have tried running and biking, buy I can't do it because my diet is fucking terrible. I would use the weight watchers shit to get my diet under control, and continue with my biking and stuff...

Will this be an ok plan to lose weight?

Eventually (a year or whatever) I would like to be down to 200lbs.

Halp?

Just biking and stuff, but I'm so ashamed of my self, I can barely do anything outside. I'm a fucking lump, and I can't stick to a diet I set myself, I feel like I NEED some sort of guide.

I don't really want to build muscle, just drop a fuckton of weight.

My mom used to do weight watchers. I guess it works the same way every healthy diet plan works. Eat right, exercise, etc. Are you over 18 OP? If so, there is no reason for you to be living at home jobless. Get a job and bike to work. It will save you cardio time. Then work out or something in the afternoon. Always eat healthy food in smaller portions, and you won't need to waste all that money to be in Weight Watchers in the first place.

OP here Starting tomorrow morning, I'm going to chart out everything I eat for one week, and post it on /fit/ next friday.

not eating healthily is not a reason to not exercise. chowing down on lettuce and carrots doesn't magically make you able to jump on a treadmill.

just halve or eat 2/3rds of the portions of what you're eating now, and exercise. don't be such a pathetic little bitch.

you spent all this time getting fat, now you've got to spend time getting thin like the rest of us.

A lot of times when people think they're eating healthier, they think it's alright to eat larger portions. Oftentimes they don't even realise they're eating more. Pick out your portion sizes before you sit down to eat and don't get seconds. Also, pair the healthy eating with exercise. Exercise is a must.

Soda.

Don't drink it.

It's not so much about "eating healthy" as it "eating the appropriate amount of healthy." Eating ice and chewing gum is also good if you get boredom munchies.
