5x5 Anonymous
So, I'm about to start 5x5. Is this as good as they say? Any tips for even better results?

I've been bodybuilding for 4 1/2 years and thought I should do something more useful now that I'm not a scrawny bitch anymore.

I'm also on my 6th HIIT period, on fourth week(doing 8 weeks HIIT and 3 off). Does this affect the 5x5 program?

Which 5x5?

HIIT might be hard to accomplish during Stronglifts, at least, because doing it during your rest days fucks up with your rest or something. IDK. i just do HIIT once a week (usually on Sunday), I do SS cardio on my workout days, and my rest days are true rest days, i.e. sit on my ass.

Alright well yeah, do the 5x5 program from stronglifts and stick with it, not a lot that you can do to increase results other than eat well.
