Sup /fit/Male anon here. I'm 5'9" and a shade over 100 lbs, I'm getting fed up with getting out of breath walking 1/2 a mile to town each day so I've started cycling to get fit. I know I should eat more to give myself more energy but I'm really not motivated to cook one person and my budget doesn't stretch to eating out.Advice please?
I really hope you meant 200 pounds because if not you need to gain weight not lose it.
Fruit. Its good for energy and its quick and cheap.
