Sit-ups Anonymous
When I do sit-ups or crunches, I feel the burn, but it's much different than the burn I feel in other muscles.

If you have ever been hit in the solar-plexis, the burning feeling is similar to that.

I have a feeling I'm doing sit-ups incorrectly, give me tips please.

Try other exercises for one week or two and then start again with sit-ups or get warmed up before doing them.

No matter how much rest I get, I still get that same weird feeling.

i do a lot of crunches, and they do feel different than the bun in other muscles i guess. i dunno if it's bad or you're just worrying.

try to do a variety of stuff four your abs. just one or two things is boring anway and will only really make u good at crunches.

go here and try some of this stuff, http://www.mensfitnessmagazine.co.uk/exercise/abs/

straigh crunches can hurt kinda fast sometimes, i like mixing it up with other ones but that's just me

When I do crunches, I pretty much do them until my abs start to hurt, sting almost, and it goes away just seconds after I start. The feeling of soreness later is like any other muscle pain, but the initial pain is pretty weird
