I am 6'2" (~1.88 meters) tall, weigh 160 pounds (~72.5 kilograms), and have been lifting weights for roughly 3 years. I know, upsettingly thin, but given my natural weight (~115 pounds or ~52.2 kilograms), I am doing alright. Unfortunately, I have been at a plateau for about a year, weight-wise and lift-wise.

I eat about 3,000 Calories and 150g of protein a day, at the least, usually more. I work out every three days, high weight, low repetitions. I am not sore for more than one day afterwards, so I do not think it is over-training.

Really, I am just looking for some hints from former skinny-asses. Another ten pounds and I would be content. Halp, /fit/?

you should probably eat more calories, and maybe even change your lifting routine

Change your exercises. You shouldn't stick to a compound exercise for more than 2 months and concentration exercise for more than 40 days.

Switch it up, use one leg if you're using two, use two if you're using one.

Find variations for your squats and presses.
