5'7" 120lbs.

What should I do with my abs?
I've had them like this for months but I have no idea how to improve them/define them. I don't have a lot of time to work out and I don't have enough money to go to the gym right now.

I've heard P90X overall, not just ABR-X. Is there anything I can do to make my abs look better? If it helps, I have around 8lbs of "100% Gold Standard Whey" from O.N.

what else are you going to do with them? the only definition youll ever gain more than that is to use water-loss products or just spit in a cup for hours like bodybuilders do to get the water out of their skin

go build up the rest of your body, 120lbs is practically the minimum anyone of that height should ever ever weight

I have GERD/Acid Reflux.
I regurgitate after I eat and I usually eat 3000c a day. I do take meds for it, but they help insignificantly.

your abs are defined as hell, your bodyfat looks pretty low. If you want to get really shredded I think you'll have to GET INTENSE SON. I agree with anon you should bulk up a little, kill those arms chest and back.

this is a body of a person who has no visible signs of ever touching a weight. i'll go out on a limb and say he had an athletic lifestyle and is ectomorphic, but other than that. his form has nothing to do with any intentional effort on his part, ever.
