So /fit/, I guess this is the best board to post this question: How does one get more Will Power and Self-Discipline? I seriously need some more.

This, pretty much. Nothing else really works.

you don't need to grow any balls, im assuming you already have them. just grab ahold and realise you're a man, not a cunt.... cunt.

You are aware of the problem.

YOU have to make the conscience decision to remedy it.

There may be behaviour modification psychology bullshit for it but in the end it's all left to you.

You can put yourself in to a situation that requires you to succeed or where people push you but in the end it's always YOU.

I joined the military and realized "oh wait, I still have to move my legs, I still have to push, I still have to muster this motivation, Fuck."

The only solution to your problem is you and mebbe Jesus. Jesus is cool guy (but even then, it's still based on you, LOL, life).

The best way is to cut yourself.
Just take a knife and cut your wrists. Makes your pain resistance higher and thus everything else.
Don't be ashamed, accept your emoness.

Quit being such a pussy...pussy.

Seriously... its just the ability of some people to dig deep, be a man about it, and getting it done!

Don't you notice how generally the guys who are built decently are the alpha male types? Why do you think that is? Its the mind set, its about NOT being a fucking pussy, getting in the gym and busting your ass.

(This is why we also call all the other males below us alphas as fucking PUSSYS)

The first few chapters are about motivation. You pretty much just have to rewire your brain to be optimistic about the chores in life.

Lifting is fun, do it for a few weeks and you will enjoy it.

It takes a month to gain a good habit, and one day to break it. Develop a routine and stick to it.

JUST DO IT FAGGOT

yeah now after almost 1 year of lifting, I actually look forward to going to the gym.
