Hi /fit/, need some help with my diet.

Going back to the gym, 3 days (aiming for 4) a week, 1 to 2 hour of straight training. A bit of cardio, but mainly muscle building.

I just bought some Dymatize Mega Gainer, a strong mass gainer and protein supplement. However, since I'm completely new to this, I have no clue when to use it and with what it should be mixed.

Also, what kind of diet would you suggest me to fit with this supplements? At the moment, I'm eating whatever comes in front of me, no fast food tho.

You really should have done your research. You could have just wasted alot of money on a shit product. I dont bulk or know much about it so i cant answer it.

Well, it's a top of the line protein supplement, that's all.

That's what I needed, I just need suggestion on how to use it.

you're just going to get fat if you aren't raping yourself with heavy barbell compounds weekly

If you want my advice, you should have saved your money (except not really cause you'd end up spending more by buying real food). Supplements are a nice convenience but I'm not so sure you should have gone right ahead and opted for the full blown weight gainer unless you know for a fact you'll have trouble gaining weight.

Maybe invest in a good Casein/Whey supplement. If you get a blend of proteins, you can take them whenever. If you get only Whey, you may want to wait til after your workout to chug a couple of scoops. Whey is too fast absorbing to be used as a meal replacement.

here's a tip for beginners, don't waist your money on products just yet! I'd say wait about 3 months, go to the gym and work on just strengthening and toning and making sure your form is ok

don't do that. even if you're a hard gainer, it's never a bad idea to try to clean bulk even so (ie if you struggle to put on weight, you should still make an effort to eat well). lots of protein, cut down on processed foods, lower carbs (especially shitty refined sugar), and still eat lots of meals - just be willing to put in extra calories at every one.
