what would /fit/ Suggest a large woman to do to loose weight? I have a BMI of 29.1 and want to get down to a BMI of 21.4. This would consist of loosing 50 lbs.

Is it possible to do this in 5 months?

What are some activities that I can do in a very, very VERY small room? (Dorm)

How often should I do said activities/ workouts?

I already jump rope (without the rope cause small room is small) but not for very long.

How can I properly eat to help burn the calories? I already drink water and my only sweet is some ice cream (small portion). I can't do it without 1 indulgence ya know?

eat shit that doesn't look like its been processed/loaded with calories. Basically fruits, nuts lean meat. Go back before we got this fancy thing called a deep fryer.

But running would be the wisest idea. I mean, you can't go wrong with cardio. Even a slight jog, into a walk, then back into a jog can be beneficial.

Don't eat icecream. Horrible food is horrible. That one food can ruin almost a days worth of work-outs. Seriously, just give it up. Try eating yogurt + fruit + ice + milk for a desert instead. It is delicious.

Walking is bullshit. Jog. Or run if you can. if you wanted to get in shape for bikini season you should have started months ago. nevertheless;
1. get a heart rate monitor
2. exercise at an aerobic level that will burn fat(fat burning zone), which is approx. 65% hr
3. make sure you exercise for at least 45 minutes every day.

Op here. Well, according to the BMI range, 21.4 is in the middle of healthy. I don't want to be too skinny. As stupid as that sounds...

Maybe once I get down to that, I will see about going lower but from now, 21.4 is perfect for me.

basic bodyweight exercises to build/maintain muscle
