Anyone else out there have experience with the ABS diet? I tried the 6 week plan and while I didn't get the miracle results in the book (knew it wouldn't happen) I def saw some changes in clothes size. My weight stayed mostly the same (215ish) but body composition changes was what i was looking for and received. Just got done with a 2 week break and I'm going in for another 6 week trial. Any one know any ways to bolster or improve my routine this time around?
