Yeah. If I cut my calorie intake down a lot, I drop weight really quickly. However, I can put it on quite quickly too (I think). I can never work out whether I've put weight on or not after eating badly for a weekend. I feel like I have but everybody I ask (even people I know will give me an honest answer) say I'm imagining it.
So you can see why I have a problem with this.
I'll just eat sensibly and not risk it, I think.
