I ran a quarter mile this morning without stopping.I walk/jog almost everyday &i don't really know why i'd be as soreas i am. (my back,legs,arms and feet hurt.)anyways,how does /fit/ do with sore muscles?): i tried a heating pad,and pain reliever but that really isn't working.
