I've started stronglifts and I love it, but now I don't know how to do my cardio.

I do stronglifts 5x5 Monday,Wednesday, and Fridays and was thinking of doing HIIT on Tuesdays and Thursdays like I used to... But with squatz three times a week I'm not sure if that is a good idea.

Thoughts?

I'd do regular cardio, hiit isn't easy on the legs if you're doing squats with that

thats what i was thinking, i did HIIT when i had a regular 3 day split and I was loving every painful second of it, but I was only working out my legs once a week not three times.

I guess I should save cutting for after I have a good solid build of muscle anyways.
