Hey /fit/, I bought a punch bag. Anyone know any good workouts involving punch bags? I've looked online but I'm not sure where to start. I'm not interested in learning 'moves', I just want to hit the damn thing and tire myself out.

Yeah, good luck with that. A lot of people like to hit things and they break their fucking wrist, like anything else you have to do it right or you'll end up reaping what you sow.

In regards to workout:

Workout A: Punch Bag like batshit
Workout B: Punch Bag like batshit crazy

Cycle these workouts until caturday (rest to look at cats of course) and you should be fine.

Try this:

light left, light left, hard right.
light right light right, hard left.

As exercise 1

Left hook, right hook, left hook right hook, left jab, right jab.

As exercise 2

Alternate between 1 and 2 switching every 6 or 7 minutes. Repeat till arms fall off.
