How do you stay awake all day without caffeine? Getting enough sleep doesn't always help. I usually get tired after meals and in the middle of the day I feel like taking a nap.

drink water, make sure you sleep the entire night through.

I find a cold splash of water in the face snaps me awake better than any coffee, even better if you yell out "SHIT that's cold". :D

All I do all day is drink water. I have to because of the meds I'm taking. In B4 LOL mental illness

Exercise in the morning (for an hour at least), proceed to a cold shower, then have a substantial and healthy breakfast. Do this everyday and after a week and a few more weeks you won't be so sleepy tired during the mid afternoon hours from 1-4. Remember, to drink water and eat many small healthy meals.

Don't eat meals in the middle of the day if it makes you tired. Eat one meal at night and then get tired. Problem solved.
