k /fit/ here's the deal...i could stand to lose some weight, and i have done some random stuff in the past, but never really stuck with it.at the beginning of the summer, i started running about 2 miles a day, about 5 days a week doing crunches, and push ups every night.i weighed myself for the first time yesterday and i gained 6 pounds.i guess it's possible that it is muscle, but i don't look any thinner or muscular.what's going on?
