I AM STILL SORE FROM MONDAY. SHOULD I DO ROUTINE AGAIN? Anonymous
Alright /fit/. I started a new exercise routine on Monday. I've been sore since then. Should I go ahead and do my routine now that Wednesday is almost over? Or should I take this as another rest day? I am moderately sore. I really want to do it, but I don't want to fuck up any strength gains I'm recovering into.

Go ahead a rest for another day and see how your body feels. The best way of figuring out what is just stiff and what is actually sore is active rest. Loosen up your body with some light basketball, some running, something that is light in comparison to your work day (do not "work out" or do something equivalent to a workout, the point is to take it easy but still move). It will help you to loosen up your muscles and get blood flowing around. But yeah, rest or active rest, take a day or two for your body to catch up.

If you're not targeting the same muscle groups, you should be fine. If you are targeting the same muscle groups, you probably shouldn't.
