Hey, I'm just worried 'bout what I ate today, and I'm not super-well versed in how many calories one burns in a day.Here's what I ate-Pop tart, 400 calories roughly.Baggy of Chex mix, 250 roughly.Small School Hamburger, 300 roughly?Fruit by the Foot, 80.Lots of water, 0 calories.Baked Eel and Rice, 300-400 calories.Very tiny mini croissant, I wouldn't put it at more than 100 calories.I usually run a mile-mile and a half every morning, but today I didn't because I'm not feeling super well. So when I exercised at night, I did it with a bit more effort and did more than I usually would.I did 2x12 Concentration curls, Bench Press x5 reps, 40 box jumps, 10 pullups, 10-15 minutes on my punching bag, 40 side bends, 12 military presses, 50 pushups, 50 incline situps, 20 weighted incline situps, 12 frontal, lateral, and rear deltoid raises, And 20 leg raises. I also walked maybe a half a mile instead of ran. You think I might have managed to burn it off?Part 2, I used to be a super-fattie, and I've got a lot of loose skin on my face and arms and stomach. Does that shit tighten up on its own, or does every inch of it have to get filled up with muscle? Because it makes everything kind of droopy, and prevents veins from being visible, making me look less toned.
