8:30 AM: Sprinted a mile

11 AM: PBJ (Whole Wheat, All Natural Peanut Butter, Organic Grape Preserves) Can of Fresca

2 PM: Arms, Chest, Shoulders, Back

2:30 PM: Baby Spinach & Chicken Salad, 700 mg EPA/DHA

5 PM (right now): Small cup of Whole Wheat Pasta & Marinara, Glass of Red Wine

9 PM: Oatmeal (Brown Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon) & Turkey Bacon, 700 mg EPA/DHA, 600 mg Calcium
