Dearest /fit/,

How much cardio and weight training do I do to maintain equilibrium at my weight (190lbs)
I want to lose fat equal to the muscle I gain is what I am saying.

I know its different for everyone but I just need ballpark figures then I will tailor it to my personal needs.

also should Im pretty sure I should still be eating more than my metabolic rate, right now I eat 500 cal more but mabye less?

Im not sure, you could do 2-3 days cardio along with a weight training program. Cardio should only be around 20 minutes though of fast running. No hour cardio that isbad
