Hey /fit/

Apparently my other thread got 404'd. Anyway, any1 have some hints for this?

I'm 5'11, 180 lbs and I want to lose some weight around the gut area. I try to eat good but its been a little hard as I'm usually busy.
I do some heavy bag work, sit ups, crunches, pushups, and a little running every few days but I really want to lose this weight asap.

Interetsed in Hydroxycut or something like that but I'd rather do this naturally. Any ideas??

Take fruit and small veggies, like baby carrots, with you everywhere. An apple, carrot, and similar foods can be eaten quickly and are rather healthy. Also you can find high protein cereals that are easy to pack that you can snack on during you spare time. Try to find ones that have around 15g of protein per serving.

If you want to loose fat in your stomach all you need to do is run, exercises rich in cardio will help you (jumping rope, running, ect.) abs are 90% low body fat.
