/fit/ i have been stuck at my max bench for the last 2 months or so at around 195 lbs and i can't hit 200 although im pretty proud with what i do now...im 18, 155 pounds, 7 percent body fat and lift every other day but i stopped taking protein a few weeks ago...any tips /fit/?

start taking protein again...you'll need to bulk up some more if you wanna get bigger but benching almost 50 pounds over your bodyweight is pretty damn solid
