Step 1) Diet. As in eat healthy and limit yourself to a 1200 calorie a day diet. Drink nothing but water. Make sure to eat the proper amounts of your fruits n veggies, etc.
Step 2) Exercise every single day and sign up to a gym if you haven't already. Be heavy on the cardio (running, biking, etc.) but also include compound free weight exercises. I say compound as opposed to isometric exercises (aka: using the machines at your gym) because you'll become leaner/more toned that way, just faster.
Step 3) ??? Step 4) Profit! Bonus Step) GTFO. Now. And PLEASE never come back.
