Which is more effective Anonymous
College student here. I've been gaining the usual "freshman 15". Ive been working on the elliptical once every few days for about an hour. Ive decreased the snacking and such, and dont eat till I'm completely full. Yet I still see some visible fat coming around (a nasty roll) around my stomach and hips.

I was going to be attacking this hard. My question is this:

Whats more effective for fat burning. Elliptical, or running on a tread mill?

I prefer the ellip because I played lacrosse for 4 years and get terrible shin splints while running normally. But as far as fat burning goes, elliptical or running?

Tl;dr: Elliptical vs. Treadmill when it comes to burning fat.

You should actually snack MORE.
It makes sense:
If you have 3 square meals a day then you need there is a larger distance between each meal so you have to store more fat. Whereas many small meals or 3 meals and some snacking inbetween means there is less reason for your body to store fat.

I'm not entirely sure what an elliptical is but if it's more comfortable then do it. I can't believe there will be a large difference between the two.

rain cools of your body, so less sweating, less dehydration. also rain rids of the dust and all that stuff in the air and it becomes easier to breathe and there is all the stuff that comes with rain that gives that nice smell

Yeah bro, love that new rain smell

Rain also increases air humidity, and in my experience running in low humidity makes your throat taste of blood, which probably isn't good for you.
