Greetings /fit/,I am 511 and 20 years old. I weigh roughly 170 lbs and I wear size 32 or 24, depending on the brand of pants. Ive got a belly that had gotten progressively larger and some man boobs. My shirt size is a 15 ½ 32/33 and they fit nicely without looking unsightly.Im quite thin compared to the people I work with, and Ive always considered myself thin. However, I work 3rd shift as a network engineer for an ISP, which entails sitting on my ass for 9 hours a night, and I sleep a lot. I dont get much exercise, but I do like to walk a mile or two in the mornings at the park when I get off work.Im wouldnt consider myself self conscious about how I look, but given the career path Im headed down, its only a matter of time before I find myself in a size 38 or bigger.I normally eat some bagels with peanut butter and ramen sometime while at work. Some nights its Taco Bell. After I get home I usually eat a bowl of raisin bran cereal or some eggs and toast. The most filling meal I have is around 6pm which is usually a salad, some variety of meat and veggies or pasta of some sort. I also eat out a few times a weak, other than the Taco Bell I mentioned.So /fit/ where should I start, so I can slim down and get rid of these man boobs? I would like to avoid the gym and stick with things I can do on my own time, like walking, changing food consumption etc. Id like to be average looking, no huge muscles, just thin and limber.

eat healthy food and exercise more. you already know the answer. and don't worry, you couldn't get huge muscles if you wanted to.
