Yes. Start out with walking. In the daytime, in a park, someplace fun.. but don't stop to look at the flowers, keep up the pace- it should be brisk but you should be able to talk easily or you're going too fast.
Slowly work in a little jogging. Maybe the last stretch home, then short jog, walk, short jog. Then graduate to warm up, long jog, cool down.
