Fuck it, /fit/.

I just can't do deadlifts, i have problems in squat, benchpress when handling heavy lifts. And i can't try cleans because they require deadlift mastery.

I need someone to show me. My local gym has a bodybuilder trainer that i could pay, but i shouldn't trust that guy for serious lifts.

Who should i see if i want to learn perfect olympic lifts (squat, clean, deadlift, bench..)?
Bonus points if someone can tell me the equivalant in french.. you've got strange names like Haltérophilie, Culturisme, very strange name that reveals nothing.

Pic is fucking crazy.

i can't see what i am doing wrong because i can't see myself while doing exercises but Bent-over rows are akward, deadlifts are akward and even if i keep my spine straight like usual squats always hurts my lower back on the first rep.

OP Here, how do you call a gym that like, only has barbells and no faggot machines? I want someone to teach me.

For the bent over rows, do the single handed dumbbell version and use the other half to support yourself. I hate barbell rows for that same reason.

If your lower back is hurting, it is probably because it isn't used to being taught under load like that. Lower the weight and focus on increasing your flexibility. Can you sit, back taught, in the full squat position without pain?

look for crossfit gyms in your area

powerlifting gyms tend to be very exclusive

http://www.lifttilyadie.com/w8lift.htm has a list of Olympic lifting gyms. they can show you how to do lifts properly, including cleans.

ideas:

1. Look for a trainer.
2. Watch others at some gyms.
3. Try to get the form better with less weight. Keep changing the weights as you feel necessary. Perfect form with too little way while learning is always better.

This man speaks the truth. I started squats without any weights.

There should be a certified crossfit gym in your area; google it.

Most crossfit gyms have people who are trained to teach the olympic lifts. Some of the gyms are pretty expensive to go to regularly, but I'm sure if you explain to them that you just want to pay for a few sessions to learn the form, they'd be happy to have your business.
