Yeah, it's mainly based on body fat but you're at the stage where muscle would actually make a visual difference so yeah, musclebuildintimekthx? 15 minutes of HIIT seems unrealistic with 10 minutes of jogging afterwards so if you're doing full out ZOMG LION sprints it doesn't seem practical (but im not you and im obviously not there or masturbating watching you run in the bushes). Start doing sets of pushups throughout the day and try to get into a handstand against the wall (hold for time) to try to make some shoulder meat appear. If you could do pullups or chins on a tree or some shit, that would be hardcore, too. Anyways, even people with pecs feel that moving shit, it's annoying as hell.
