hey fit
6' and around 200 pounds and I really hate the way my body looks.
I was wondering if this would get me to lose weight really fast, it's not really a long term solution, I'll eat healthy and normally once i get to my goal, but I really hate the way my body looks and need to get rid of the pounds.

sunday: fasting day, eat apples instead of meals
monday: eat normal
tuesday: fasting day
wednesday: normal day
thurs: fasting day
friday: normal day
saturday: normal day
and on every day I'd do a session of HIIT, and maybe a work out on like the normal days

does fit think this is good plan?

Because having a SENSIBLE diet and regular exercise is just foolish, eh?

haha pretty foolish, I guess it was worth a shot. Is it better for the body to do 2 HIITs in a day, or would it be better just sticking to 1. If 2 is bad, would 1 HIIT and 1 long slow pace cardio be good.
