Hello /fit/.
I am looking to get into better shape. I'm not fat by any means, 5'9" and around 135 lbs and I still have a /decent/ build left over from when I used to work out like crazy in middle school/early on in highschool. Really, I just want to get tone already, since I already have decent abs underneath a small amount of fat but they've lost definition.

I'm willing to do a LOT of cardio, but here's my problem: I can't do cardio for long without feeling like I need to throw up. It's not even a matter of being tired, I just get nauseous easily.

What the fuck is wrong with me and how can I increase my stamina?

start out jogging for 2 minutes and walking for 2 minutes. Do this until you can not function.
Keep upping the jogging time by 1 minute over time. Eat well, rest enough.

IF YOU HAVE TO THROW UP, THROW UP. YOU HAVE A PROBLEM YOU NEED TO OVERCOME. IF YOU CANNOT THROW UP BUT YOU FEEL LIKE THROWING UP, THEN JUST KEEP GOING.

Actually, the sleep thing could be the problem...I get like 4 hours of sleep per night and eat shitty(I've taken full advantage of my metabolism over the years).
