Hey, I just realized that I am out of shape. It doesnt bother me to much, I'm about average weight, just not built up. But after eating pizza for 2 years straight daily, I have a fat ass... I've changed my diet but want to get it down... What is a good way to?

Start running, eat healthy...

Healthy eating isn't hard, its just proper portion size, more healthy food, less suger, and less bad fat.

Exercise and drink a lot of water, you fatty.

Do HIIT burpees & HIIT jumprope every other day.

Do squats, bicycle kicks, & pushups 3 times a week.

Substitute everything you drink for water, substitute ALL of your processed sugar with brown sugar, ALL of your complex carbs with whole grain & substitute one meal a day with a salad consisting of romaine lettuce, baby spinach, swiss chard, & carrots (four of the most nutrient intensive vegetables around).

Stick to this & you will be look substantially different in by Christmas time. Like, literally a completely different person body wise.

Thanks, i'll look into all of that. Though only things I drink are water, seltzer, and cranberry juice. I gave up soda/alcohol last year, but still, all the other advice is appreciated.

actually this is probably some of the best advice I've read on this forum. this poster is absolutely correct, and I would follow it to the letter.
