I'm sure wiifit works for some people, the people who had virtually 100% sedentary lives. The simple fact of the matter is this, you get out what you put in, if you spend your time eating properly, resistance training(less then 40 minutes a day 3-4 times weekly), some cycling/swimming/rowing/running/HIIT, some flexibility work before and after and you're going to see 20x the results from wiifit because even though the time spent isn't that different you have put in vastly more effort across your entire bodies needs.
