Overtraining FTW.
Get a split that works your entire body over the course of a week, and make sure you separate them properly. Mine is a beginner's split:
MON: Back, biceps. TUES: Legs, Abs WED: Off, maybe stretching. THURS: Shoulders. Just shoulders. FRI: Chest, triceps.
Obviously each day spends a lot of time hitting those areas as hard as I can. You'll burn yourself out if you run out and do 6000 curls three days a week, and you're liable to pull a tendon too. Your muscles grow while they're at rest, not when they're worked.
