hey /fit/ Just started to diet and going to sign up for a gym soon. I'm not too badly overweight 188 5'9. but I need to slim down I'd like to lose 20 pounds. But I digress.

I find myself getting EXTREMELY hungry between meals. How do I combat this and is there a snack food that wont kill me?
