i saw a girl one day and i thought she looked like a harness was lifting half of her weight off of her. i later learned she did ballet. my question to /fit/ is:

what should i do to improve my elegance and
grace?
i am adequately athletic. 14% fat. i was a wrestler so i have great endurance and core/leg strength and good balance for all i can tell. yet my walk has a slight waddle, i want to walk with the ease of that 90 pound ballerina!

well anyway i read a massage book once and it said tight muscles can do something like what you are maybe talking about. so... go see a masseuse.

Most martial arts that have a form will teach you balance and the capabilities of your body. Most.

Just stay away from Tae Kwon Do.

if you want to look like a ballerina, do ballet.

you walk into the hall feeling like a woman, then you walk into the studio and realise you're the only guy there and the rest of the people are incredibly beautiful women and you feel like god.

seriously, man up and do ballet (just make sure you're wearing tight underpants, or the dickslap on jumps will literally cripple you for the rest of the class).

Fuck you. Try doing some of those kicks on a balance beam.
