Hello /fit/, I am a complete noob to all this weight loss shit and I need some tips. I lost 20 pounds over the summer from malnutrition, dropping to 135 lbs, but my disgusting fatty thighs are still disgusting and fatty. They are the only thing in the way of my looking half-decent and I need some tips to help cut them down a bit. Keep in mind that I live in the middle of fucking nowhere with virtually no way to exercise aside from an occasional opportunity to run and the few things I can do with a small free weights set and common household items.
