Ugh. I eat 1500 calories a day and work out 6 days a week. I'm hoping to drop from 185 to 170 in the next 2 months or so.
To be honest, I just want to show up to Christmas, be looking good (used to weigh WAY more than this) throw a right cross onto my cousin-in-law's jaw then just leave after I proceed to make fun of everyone else.
Yea, bad goal, whatever, but it's helped me lose the weight. Just the thought of ripping on all of those fat shits sitting around the table stuffing their faces and then bitching about their weight; makes me happy imagining the looks on their faces.
