I pose a question for /fit/ I was invloved in a dirt bike accident 2-3 months ago I have been lifting weights and running everyday and recently have been having pain in my knee after my runs anything I can do to help the pain?

if you run a lot on pavement or downhill you could be injuring your knees.invest in interval cycling instead.

your fucked :(....do you run every day? tone that down (do it 4-5 times a week only) and look up calisthenics you can do around the house.
I run everyday for 20 mins and get about 2.5-2.8 miles then lift for about 2 hrs total
