5'9 Female Nonymous
Hey people, I'm looking to lose weight over the next year or so, 5'9 and female, I won't say weight cause it's embarrassing, I'll put it simply though, I want to lose a very large amount (over 50lbs). I don't want one of those "Lose a million pounds in 3 months!" things, but a less stressful method of going about things. How would one go about doing this? I see these threads all the time, but mostly for guys, is there anything that won't mangle me? Preferably something that would help my skin clear up too. Pic is so horribly unrelated.

Why would losing weight be any different for women? Calories out > calories in = weight loss.

Do some cardio. Lift some weights. Don't eat crap.

To elaborate for this anon though, eat small meals more often, google a calorie intake calculator and it will estimate a safe number of calories for wait loss, combine this with 45 minutes cardio a day and weight lifting 2-3 times a week. The weight will drop off, but half the fight is willpower, good luck OP.
