the recipe is right on the package.
But I'll bite...
1/2 a cup of oats + 3/4 a cup of water + 6 minutes @ 50% power in microwave = 1 serving of oatmeal.
Or you can use 1/2 a cup of oats & half a cup of milk (same cook time) if you want some hormone laden protein in your oatmeal.
Note: you may need to add sugar to be able to stomach it.
