I'm 143 and 5'8", 14 years old. I've started running last month, doing 5 days a week. It's 1 mile on Tues., Wed., Thurs., 2 miles on Friday and Saturday. It started with kind of trudging through it, and now I can actually run it. I'm hoping to increase my mileage to 1.5/2.5 next week.Now I still have flab on my stomach, but my legs have become more defined. I'm currently eating a banana for breakfast, usually whatever whats at school for lunch, then maybe cereal (Life) for dinner. What can I do to my routine and diet to get /fit/?
