Hey /fit/ I'm a college student and I need healthy and extremely easy food to eat. Like snacking shit. Any pre-packaged foods that you can recommend? Preferably with excerise and health in mind. I'd like to lose weight but while being healthy. So no Ramen Noodles.

Hasselnuts are great but they've got lots of calories so nvm.lololo

Not really. Sorry. Hit up your produce section, get some veggies. Romaine, oatmeal, and cottage cheese is like the holy trinity of healthy food.

I heard that Ready-Pac was decent. The idea is not to have a stove or oven. Hell a microwave is a luxury here. I need something where the most difficult process is picking up at the store , and popping open the lid or maybe warming it up in a microwave.

here's a little something i do:

on a sunday or any day that's convenient, i'll make a huge batch of lentil curry. a bag of lentils from Goya costs about a dollar. cook said bag, and it lasts a week. i eat a portion of this stuff with every meal or when i just get fucking hungry

also, lentils are low in fat and high in protein AND taste good.

you could also add in some SQUATZ which have a million grams of protein
