Meal 1: Yogurt+Banana+ approx 20 grams protein from turkey (2-3 hours later) Meal 2: Handful of almonds, apple, costco chicken can (2 hours or so later) Meal 3: Protein Shake, Spinach (blanched), Broccoli
Meal 4: Grapes, Handful of almonds, beef jerky.
Meal 5: White Rice, Chicken(bbq), squash
Misc: protein before and after workout fish oil + anti-oxidants + multi+ calcium No drinks with calories other then tea.
Slight variations on that depending on the day and what i have available, I was eating cherries (in place of grapes) very happily until they recently went out of season
