Ok, here is the deal. I am fat. I have started a weight loss/lean muscle gain plan (I have lost 28lbs in a month and a few days). I have looked all around the intarwebs for different ideas about what to accomplish in a day and how to eat.

I eat healthy and what not, I cut soda..all the way. I cut candy...I cut fried things. I have dumbells....I can walk for about an hour and a half without stopping. (which I do every other day) I usually do Walking M/W/F/Sat. Strength Training/Pushups/Situps T/Th/Sun. (Am I doing it right?)

I have read that you must eat small meals a day. This is where I need Anon's help. I wake up around 9/9:30 and sleep at about 1:30/2 AM. During that whole day, when should I eat? When should I have exercise. (BTW. I have work from 1-6:30PM everyday except Fri/Sat)

Can Anon tell me a good schedule? Also, if Anon has any good food to suggest, that will work.

I am 20.
5'8
310...down from 338.

tl;dr: I need a meal/workout schedule from 9/9:30AM to 1:30/2AM

Try getting up at 7am and going to bed at 12am. Honestly getting up at 9am with your schedule is just fucking lazy.

You are fat. Walking isn't very physical, dont think that 1.5 hours every other day will accomplish much unless you are in the 400 lb range.

The strength training is good if you're intense enough about it.

Dont eat according to a schedule, don't eat when you are stressed out. Just have non sugary - non fatty foods at the ready, and eat amounts SMALLER THAN YOUR FIST whenever you are hungry, within reason (dont be a fatass and eat 2 of those in an hour when you're watching TV). Don't eat anything an hour before you go to bed.

Read this book:

Follow everything for a month, then after you're used to lifting, look elsewhere for a routine. Keep the diet in place for... the rest of your life however, at least until your goal weight.

I would get up at that time if I could. From 10PM-1:30AM, I have to work too, but it's at a different job which I can bring my exercise things/cook or whatever. I go to bed around 2AM.

Ok, but how many times should I eat that amount? I have made it so, that a serving that size fills me up anyways.

I will take a look at it.

No you will read it, and gain all the knowledge you need regarding how and what to eat, or you will just be a faggot pandering to /fit/ for info you could have easily figured out on your own.

Yes, it's recommended that you eat smaller meals, but in greater numbers (i.e. 5-7 meals a day). This keeps your metabolism active without overwhelming it and forcing it to slow down.
As for your exercise you've got a great start! Just be sure and change up your exercises (cardio and lifting) so that your body dosen't adapt to a patern.
