Okay, I've decided to follow this HIIT training table. However, I'm wondering if doing it every 2 days is enough. Would the results happen faster if I did it everyday? Or is it recommended that I stick to what the table says?

Do as the table says. HIIT everyday is too much.

Do some other kind of cardio on the days between HIIT, if you want.

So, 4 Minutes in the morning before breakfast for the first 2 days is enough?

Considering that I like to think I have a moderately healthy diet.

Excercising before breakfast in general is a bad idea, your body hasn't had the chance to absorb any nutrients so by burning them off through excercise, it puts your body's nutrition in an unneccessary deficit.

Wait at least an hour after you've eaten before you excercise.

Oh okay. Damnit, someone told me that by doing it before eating it maximizes fat burning.

Alrighty, cheers.

Well my advice is to tell that person that they are incorrect so they don't end up harming themselves or others.

How does this table work? It's 3 times a week?

Or 3 times a day, once a week?

lol... i smell a troll....

make sure whatever HIIT you do lasts at least 30 minutes and is done on days like MWF

No, I was being honest. No trollish intent there at all.
Thanks for clarifying.

i'm doing that exact same workout--for 3 weeks i've been busy losing 6 lbs after plateauing for months doing regular cardio

you're so full of shit
do a 15-20 minute run in the morning...drink plenty of water the night before so you'll be hydrated for the run

don't worry about nutrients, this guy is a dumbass

your body will be fine for 15-20mins

but i don't know about HIIT in the morning before breakfast--you need to warm up before doing HIIT

i jog to the local jr high school for their track (about .7mi), do HIIT, then jog back for cooldown

i suspect if you do HIIT first thing in the morning, you won't have the energy to do it all

If you can last for 30 minutes, it's not HIIT. It's interval training.

Yes, no matter how in shape you are, you shouldn't be able to last much longer than 4-6 minutes your first time doing HIIT. If you do, you aren't putting forth enough effort during your sprints. You're supposed to all-out sprint for 30 seconds until you die.

But every second day will still warrant the results desired?

I started yesterday morning, which means I'll be doing it again tomorrow morning.
