I was going to the gym last year on a steady schedule, until in December I found out I would have to work different hours temporarily. This left me with no time to hit the gym and the only 24 hour gym was a 30 minute drive and had a much more expensive membership fee. So I stopped going. This week I got my normal hours again, so I went back to the gym and was a lot weaker then I was about 3 months ago. I also noticed I started looking like Simon Pegg in Run Fat Boy Run, skinny arms/legs and a round torso. What is the best way to get back in the habit of being healthy after letting your self go for 3 months?

You don't have to stop taking creatine, you only cycle that shit and keep taking it, plus if you lose it will be minimal (plus why would you quit taking the shit? PUMP4LIFE NIGGA)
