Creatine whats /fit/ opinions of it?
I started taking it 2 months ago and the improvements have been massive. My only concern is if its so good why doesnt everybody looking to get into shape take it?

2 scoops one in the morning and one after training.

I havent noticed any negative effects only positive however once i reach my target i would imagine i will stop taking it.

Furthermore its a strength enhancer, doesnt make you big.

yes although being big isnt my priority i just wanted to gain a more lean cut appearence not have a huge chest, arms etc. Creatine has definately helped me getting to this point. Of course this is in conjunction with proper diet and training im not talking about a miracle here.
