/fit/, I took a semester of weight lifting to finish off my senior year in high school last year and really, really liked the shape I got in. Over the summer I stopped working out, and now I'm back to being slender and muscularly undefined. I've made an attempt to restart my workout program, but the last time I lifted - about a week and a half ago - I got a splitting, monstrous headache that put me down for the entire day. Am I doing something wrong all of a sudden? Was I just seriously dehydrated? Pic unrelated.
