crying out for help /fit/

I need to develop a stronger upper body, emphasis on pectorals, triceps and upper back / shoulders.

need to build lean strong muscle as opposed to obnoxious large muscle.

good ideas on exercises or can you direct me to good sites that have fairly comprehensive plans?
