Alright /fit/fags,

You've served me well in the past - if anyone remembers a thread last week about the benefits of peanuts, I got advice to switch to almonds and recently got complemented for it off the webz. So I'm back - I wanted your opinion on my gym exercises.

Now unlike a lot of you, I'm aiming to get strength without bulking up too much - I row competitively so endurance and a loss of fat are key before head race season. My gym exercises are to supplement my rowing exercise and help push me to that next level.

Without further ado;

I - Tris, Chest, Shoulders, Quads
Freeweight Military press
Freeweight Incline
Flat Freeweight Bench
Squats
Rope-based tricep extension
Leg extensions
