Hey /fit/

I need some help. I have been on a strict diet for the last
few months. I was at 210 pounds, and now I am down
to 175, but it seems with my diet and all the running
and lifting I do, I can NOT for the life of me lose any
more!

I have increased intensity as much as I can take, but
again nothing is working. Is it a problem that I have
been overweight since i was around 14, I don't see
WHY this would be one but I thought I would mention
it.

any ideas???

lower your calorie intake a bit if you're excersising as much as you can already

almost exact same situation as you OP except I broke through my plateau

I doubled my cardio on the stationary bike, did some tataba, and lifted, also did plenty of squats

Just keep doing what you're doing. If the weight is mostly fat, just lower your caloric intake.
