/fit/Help me.When I'm doing any exercise that involves my arms,I'm putting it mostly to my right arm.Even when i literally think and say to myself,put it on the left side, even when I do, i still feel moreburn on the right. I just need a good way to help this,as my right is looking more defined.Thanks.

Stop exercising your left arm completely, it obviously is a slacker and isn't worth your time.
cut off your right arm

Do dumbell exercises. These force your left arm to catch up with your right arm.
