I have a question regarding motivation. I really need to change over all my habits when it comes to exercise and studying, and it must happen fast. But people always say it's hard to motivate yourself for so great changes overnight. So I must ask, is it impossible? Or is there some way to motivate yourself into changing your habits completely overnight?

I have a feeling that getting a girlfriend would waste too much of my time.

The best way is to get a partner for your exercise. That way, you will feel a sense of obligation to get up and go fucking work out.

Make a bet with your friends over your succes. If you even have the slightest bit of an ego it motivates you like hell. Bacause you don't want to look like a failure to all your friends, do you?

I dunno, I changed my habits over a year.

A year and a half ago I was struggling with getting my ass to the gym once a week, eating frozen pizzas for lunch etc. Now I feel weird if I don't go at least 3 times a week, I eat veggies and greens at least once a day, and oatmeal for every morning.
But like said, it was a super gradual process. Just don't make yourself change overnight OP, the pressure will get to you.

Studying at decent times is the next step. :(
