Been going to sleep at 6 AM and need to break the cycle. I have decided to stay up all day.

Any way to make this easier?

lots of light and caffeine. For me playing a video game with a nice story helps to stay awake.

Yeah i'm still here lol

Don't drink any caffeine within 5 hours of the time you want to go to sleep.

damn, you sound like me op.
it sucks.

I'll either:
Drink lots of beer (but we hardly have any)
Stay on computer until I cannot stay awake
or Mahjong tiles for a while.

Honestly, it's bad not getting sleep. Supposedly studies are showing that sleep deprivation can lead to diabetes. Not exactly good.

THIS. as a chronic procrastinator i have sampled various substances and techniques to keep yourself awake during your normal sleep period and THIS IS THE BEST EVER.

redline beats cocaine and adderall.

I actually had the same problem until about half a week ago. I'd be staying up until 4-5am, and waking up in the late afternoon. I tried the staying up all day thing, but then I ended up sleeping longer than I wanted to when I finally did sleep, and thus start the cycle again.

Sleeping pills can help definitely help you start to fix your cycle, and soon you'll just naturally feel tired at night again.

Try to force Course to get up around the time when the sun gets up or is already up like 8 or 9pm no matter when you went to bed.

Seconded. Wake up early and do exercise or physically straining things throughout the day. Make your body tired and need rest. Also, eat right the day of the exercising etc.

kthxbye

1-3 mg of melatonin can reset your sleep in a night or so. it's naturally produced in the body when sleeping to make you sleep, it's just some more of it.

Back when I was in the dorms I used to pound that shit all the time. My resistance was dangerously high. I think at one point I took like half a bottle and barely got drowsy.

Turned out I needed treatment for major depression, not more sleep. Who knew?

Try staying off the computer helps. Thinking in your mind is just plain boring, you'll fall asleep in no time.
