How much weight do you have to lose before sagging skin becomes a problem? I wasn't particularly fat to begin with, but I've dropped about 30 - 40 pounds and five inches off any given circumference (i.e. thigh, waist, whatever) these past three and a half months and don't plan on stopping yet.
Unless your planning on losing over 100 lbs in like a month, you shouldn't have sagging skin to worry about. Stretch marks on the other hand...
>>349577So far so good. I wasn't overweight from McDonald's really, I was overweight because I quit lifting and got flabby. Most people still looked at me and said, "Dude, you're ripped", but only I knew the terrible, terrible truth.
I WANT SAUCE RIGHT FUCKING NOWAFTER SEEING T?HE PIC SO MANY TIEMS I MUST FAP TO ITFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
I lost 85lbs in a year or so and did not get any sagging skin. I did get some serious stretchmarks, though. Slow and steady is always advisable.
I lost 60 lbs in 2 months and have saggy skin :( and ugly stretch marks :( sigh
I lost 30 lbs of fat last year. Got no stretchmarks and no sagging skin, guess it's from all the water i drank.
