so are you just doing more crunches instead of increasing the difficulty by going onto an incline or doing them with a plate? If so then do them that way.
I do full sit ups on a 45 degree incline with a 65lb dumbell on my chest, increasing the weight every week. But I only do it because I think doing crunches makes people look like faggots.
I'll probably pay for it when i'm 50 but whatever.
