You, sir, are a moron. I'm 6' and about 160 lbs, eating four times a day, with lots of olive oils, pork, ice-cream, soda, the whole shit. I also sleep less than 6 hours a night and am prone to extreme reactions, lack of concentration bouts, tremors and tachycardy.

In a word, I'm hyperactive. And it sucks.

I have to eat around 4000 calories a day not to lose weight like mad. I also lose muscle mass very fast if I don't work out constantly.

i'm skinny as well, as i eat well over 3000 calories a day. but i also fast 2-3 times a week for over 20 hours, it helps me get more stuff done and helps me focus as i don't have to waste 2-3 hours a day cooking or planning meals.
