On equipment Anonymous
So, been asking for advice and been following it for pretty good results thus far.

Running's been dandy and stretch exercises only go so far for the rest of my body so I'm looking at buying some exercise equipment.

Looking to build/tone muscle on my upper body so I'm guessing I should pick up a bench + barbell weights.

Any advice /fit/? Keep in mind, I have nothing that I could use as a substitute.

make sure you buy a good barbell, i suggest the Burgener and Rippetoe Bar by York Barbell

I got one last week and couldn't be happier, the shits off the wall. hell i'd kill my first born for another one so I didn't have to take it off my squat rack and put it on my power rack everytime i wanted to switch racks. fuck yeah

Guessing any decently built weight will do?
