Tuna, cod, etc. The less butter and fat you use to prepare it, the better. If you want to build muscle, protein supplements such as whey protein are a good idea. You should provide protein in the first half hour after workout, that's when your body can absorb more than usual.
Just get used to pure water. Avoid aroma and sweeteners, that stuff is pure chemistry and plain nasty. Vitamins, magnesium and other supplements are not bad. I use magnesium personally to avoid cramps.
