hey /fit/, fatass /b/tard here. I've been trying to break my fatass ways recently by walking every day (i'm 365 and anything else exhausts me too fast), beginning 2 miles a day and now i'm up to 4-5. Anyway, when i'm walking, my right calf area always hurts like hell, feels like a muscle cramp, but it's ALWAYS the right leg. Never any other part of my body. Is it just my fatness or is there something wrong that I should get looked at by a doctor? It doesn't hurt the rest of the time, only extended periods of excercise; I just don't want to overlook something that'll be a ton worse later.Pic unrelated
OP here,>>294784I plan to>>294788have had NO excercise regimen ever, and eat a lot.
Underdeveloped muscle and/or possible cramp. Drink more water and find a potassium source. Keep at it fatty.
be more specific than calf area.
Gastrocnemeius or soleus?!?!?!?! WHAT IS IT OMGG NO IS IT THE TIBIALIS ANTERIOR IT BETTER FUCKING NOT BE
You need to include stretching AFTER you get done walking. Walking may be low impact, but stretching won't hurt, and it'll loosen your muscles.
