normally i wouldn't ask, but just going to try it today
yesterday i was sitting at my computer, and went to get up and my leg just fucking buckled and it's been really sore since then. i can't think of anything that would have happened - a twist or something? should i push it with stretches or relax for a bit? i can barely walk on it at the moment
