Hai fit, I have a few question reguarding proper diet.I'm looking to lose weight and work on my muscle build. What should my typical breakfast consist of?Also what times should I eat? It's difficult because I work from 12-8:30pm daily, and I only get a 45 minute lunch break (minus 10 minutes to drive to and from my house).

35 minutes is long enough to eat lunch at home. Just prepare everything in the morning or the night before. Bring snacks to work. It's not fucking rocket science you imbicel.
