Planning on getting a 10 lb bag of this once my Nitro-tech Hardcore runs out. Currently I am taking Pro Complex gainer and keeping a pretty calorie dense diet. I want to start cutting soon but still increase muscle. Any suggestions?

I have chocolate. Best damn protein I ever bought, and i'm kinda bummed I didn't discover it sooner. Mixes well, tastes good and gives me exactly what I need from a protein powder without all the added crap you usually get.

OP here. I'm 5' 8" 168 lbs. My body fat % is like 16. I want to cut down to like 9% but keep as much of my muscle as possible if not gain a tiny bit.
