Cosmetic surgery question. Tired Anon !EHsj4EGwIQ
I have a question for any anon's who have had cosmetic surgery. A little over a year ago, April 5th to be exact, I opted for a circumferential Abdominoplasty and extended thighplasty, after loosing a lot of weight. I was 130 lbs at the time, and in great health. Well, 5 weeks after surgery, I was up and active, but now, over the months, I've noticed that my thighs and rear have gained weight, and it's really hard to loose the fat deposits there, despite diet and exercise! I am wondering if anyone knows or experienced the stubborn weight gain in these, or any areas after surgery, and what can I do to get back to my size 5 jeans?

It's got nothing to do with your surgery, sadly. They just liposuctioned those areas to near complete flatness, and your diet and exercise habits are allowing your body to create and expand the fat cells in those areas.

To confirm this, it would be greatly helpful for you to list your diet and exercise habits.

last/hardest areas to lose fat = first area to gain fat

so work out harder or eat less, size 5 is fat

What does it mean to loosen weight (lots of people seem to be tryin' to do it around here) and how can I go about loosening my weight?

Diet, for starts it's hard to stick with a one set diet, like those "eat all protein, no carbs." or "eat all veggies, no meat/eggs/dairy" ones. So it's mixed, though I keep track of caloric intake, limiting to around 1,000 to 1,500 a day. Then mix that with a fast pace walk 1 to 2 hours a day, sit ups, a belly dancing class a week, and then the general moving around during work, I'd thought it'd kinda burn up the calories throughout the day. I think the worst of it is trying to find a diet to stick to...
