The frequent urge to pee, without actually peeing, is usually a sign of something pressing on the bladder. Renal problems can cause this, but more commonly have other symptoms like fever, fatigue, and pain. UTIs are a common reason, as the urinary sphincter or the bladder may be inflamed. The cranberry juice is an excellent suggestion, but if this condition persists or if you start to exhibit other symptoms, see your urologist.
