Soup /fit/. Quick question.
I've been losing weight the last couple of months but I finally hit a decent weight and I'm now trying to gain some mussel instead.

My biggest problem with this has been going from a 2000 calory / day diet to my now whooping somewhere around 3300 calories / day diet, but there's one thing I wonder.

When I was losing weight, it was very imperative that I did not eat within the two-three hour interval before I went to bed. However, now i'm trying to gain muscle, and I hear "Sleep is so important because this is when your body restitutes the most" so I'm wondering, should I eat before I sleep? Or do the old rules still apply? Thanks.

Don't eat before you sleep

doesn't really matter when you eat, just that you're either restricting the right amount of calories or getting enough amount of calories to fuel your exercise
