Ok, /fit/, I have reached my limit.

I'm fat as fuck, as you can see in the picture. I have been going on and off to the gym for five years. The first time I lost a lot of weight, mainly because combined with the exercise, I didnt eat or slept very well (no muscle building yet). Now, I have concentrated mainly on muscle building, but I need to lose weight, fast. I'm starting to drink a lot of water and changing my eating habits.

So, what are the best cardio exercises to lose weight?

Running treadmill. How fast, how much time, should i do it before or after my muscle training?
Stepping machine. Same questions.
Bicycle. Same questions.

Any other cardio exercise that I should do? Should I do cardio along with muscle training or should I dedicate to cardio only? How much time should I invest in cardio?

Or, anything else besides cardio that I can do? Maybe the low weight-high rep rutine?

Help me out /fit/.

you're not fooling anyone. if you've been going to the gym for 5 years, you aren't going to start taking it seriously now.

Cardio a minimum of 30 mins per day(High intensity), and at least 4 days per week.
Yes weight train, high rep range, with no more than 1 minute in between sets. And make sure you work out your legs with weights at least once per week also.
Remember the more muscles you have the more calories you will burn throughout the day.
Eat at least 5 smaller meals per day. Try to make sure that every meal includes a complex carb, a lean protein and some good fats.
Good luck

I wished you lived in Los Angeles so I could help you further.

OP here, thanks.

Well, I dont live that far away, i live in San diego, in the Chula Vista area.

30 minutes cardio high intensity, what shall be the best? Running? Obviously I have to start off with a 5 to 10 minutes warm up with either bicycle or jogging, but after that, for that 30 minute cardio workout, what shall I include? just running or mix something else, like stepping or spinning?

You could try to jog for one minute, run for one minute, and walk for one minute 10 times in a row.
Treadmill, or elliptical for 30 mins.
Stepping is great too. Personally I think the best cardio is the one you enjoy the most.
Also the best time to do cardio is first thing in the morning after you wake up and warm up a bit. Or right after weight training.

Lame excuse. You should make your body and health a priority.
