1. 7 pounds wouldn't really make your gut huge per say. 2. Good gains, although I think you should cut 20-25 pounds to get rid of some moobage. 3. As long as you're lifting, it doesn't matter if you use 5x5 sets or 5x10 sets, alot of people actually gain strength on cuts. 4. High protein, medium fats, low carbs, watch out for sodium, drink lots of water.
