Hey /fit/ just asking for some general advice
Im deciding to take better care of my body, so im dieting and doing more excersize. im 6 foot and about 180 pounds. I dont want to be big and muscly, i just wish to be thin-ish. My worst area is my chest, and i would appreiciate any advice on how to change it to something more toned. At the moment im dieting, cutting out nearly all fatty foods, and im lifting weights, and i go swimming every wednesday. Thanks in advance.
