OP here

I've been working out almost everyday since I was a freshman. I am almost done with sophomore year.

Idk why my forearms look so tiny they're not that bad
>> Anonymous
you've worked out for along time and clearly neglected to work on balancing your body. Your pecs look weak compared to shoulders and triceps, your abs have no definition when flexing...
>> Anonymous
I don't think they are that bad maybe its just the pic, maybe I do need to work on them more. I am 115 and can bench 160 I don't think thats terrible.
>> Anonymous
nice shoulders. decent arms. shitty everything else.

Well, balancing your body isn't just about pushing every muscles as far as it will go, but spending extra time on slow growing muscles, and not so much time on your huge gaining muscles. if you just wanna get stronger stronger, then keep doing what your doing, but something tells me you focus on your shoulders and arms like a lot of guys just getting started.

Big deal his abs have no definition... maybe he doesn't want to look super cut? :P (Dunno why he wouldn't though)

IMO the forearms look fine.

But yeah, the dude's right, your proportions are shot. and for how long you've been working out, you don't have a great amount to show for it.

pic related: sick abs.

I has failed Anon....

Well. It took me about 8 months to get from skinny as shit to where you are.

and then I realized I was completely weird lookin considering huge shoulders etc and no chest/abs.

then I fixed it.

you should do the same and

A guy with relatively low body fat SHOULD look super cut whether he wants to or not.

AS for your forearms, I think it was prolly the picture. Just work on your core a little more, and your chest should look properly huge to fit your shoulders and arms
>> Anonymous
I wouldn't say he's low BF, he's like medium to me.

No real serratus etc etc, some peopls abs are just genetically quite shallow, and he clearly needs to do more deadlifts and squats. His results reek of "I didn't lift heavy enough to get all the anabolic endogenous drugs pumping"

Dear OP,
Not only are you a ginger but you are also underage b&. Fuck off.

>>54466
What, other than his core, would be affected by squats? Does it hit your pecs too?

I kinda feel for him though because I'm working out in a home gym that is, to be kind, completely nigger rigged. I don't even have a bench rack so i end up using less weight than I want to in order to keep from killing myself if it slipped. This means 3x8 instead of my ideal 2x4

OH WELL i'm just getting started

I'm pretty sure my hair's brown douche
>> Anonymous
Fuck abs. You look pretty decent, but keep eating.

I said fuck off. And no, quit kidding yourself. You are a ginger (just look at those fucking freckles and that huge ass forehead.)
>> Anonymous
I said squat more because you can see girly spinae erectors (so if he deadlifts, it aint enough) small traps, weak looking grip. Not terrible forearms, just not strong looking.

And because squats are fucking fantastic at building those things BELOW the belt line.

is the fuck abs movement i see among "serious" weight lifters because most "big guys" have lame shallow abs genetically? Just curious. To me chest and abs are the building blocks of a good physique both strength/balance wise, but also aesthetically.

ah, okay. I don't have enough weight to do dead lifts, so I'll just start hitting squats more seriously.
