They're like smoothies almost but juice at the same time, I don't think they're water, but they look like Mexican water.

You're drinking sugar water.

And no, there's nothing wrong with it. I can personally attest to feeling better on pure water than sugar water, but if you can't down normal water, this is pretty much the next best thing.

There is no sugar in these. I believe there is sucralose in it though. Still, for a commercial, non pure water beverage, this shit is very good for you. Plus, it contains a mild thermogenic if you buy the slenderize ones (10 cal=slenderize). It's fine, drink up.

I agree, shit's delicious.
Also, they're fine, drink up. Sucralose is the "healthiest" artificial sweetener there is.

Well, it's either sugar or a sugar substitute; in fact I think sucralose (or surcolose...either I'm wrong or it's a typo) is the newest sugar substitute. If it is, it'll have the Splenda brand plastered somewhere on the bottle.

The only thing that leads me to believe that it is some form of normal sugar is that it has caloric content. Most substitutes don't.

10 cals is due to the small amount of juice in it, not the sugar substitute. Also, we all know about sucralose, no need in rehashing stuff.

It has fruit juice in it.

What do you think fruit juice is? Sugar, amirite?
>> Anonymous
>>124994
Yes, but it's not in the same form as the sugar typically referred to when people say "sugar." Like, I don't call bread, beer, apples, or oranges sugar, even though they technically are. I mean, even high fructose corn syrup is usually called high fructose corn syrup even though it has "fructose" right there in it. Why? Because when you think of sugar, you think of, well, sugar. Unless you're a pretentious asshole or a nutritionalist.

As I understand it, fruit contains something very close to normal table sugar. I'm not up on my sugarology, however, so I won't try to get into specifics. Suffice it to say that fruit sugar is basically a small step more complex than table sugar.
