Carbs that you do have, make them good ones, ie. not sugar or refined things like white breads. In saying that sugar isn't that bad compared to long chain fatty acids. Depending on how you train depends on how you should eat. Make your muscles burn, hard, it's not all about how much energy you use, if you can get a good burn a lot of work will go into repairing them and replacing glycogen, insulin, etc. Training before you eat is good as well, because of the said replacing, if you can eat immediately after training most of the 'bad' things in your food will be used up in going straight to your muscles. Which also brings about attempting to raise the amount of muscle you have. Because having greater muscle mass results in more energy being used to heal and repair it. Muscle also burns a lot while you sit on your ass. Depending on how you train ( I don't know) will determine you fat loss more so then what you eat, a good combination is best. So if you're more into fitness, circuit training and spin classes and dance classes, if you have the balls, are great. If you're more physical try drop sets and high rep high set low weights, so your muscles are exhausted properly. Anyway fuck you have fun fatty.
