how should i figure out how many calories a day i should intake if i want to lose weight?BMR = 1792with running a mile 3-5 nights a week and working out 3 nights a week2777.77 is my recommended amount of calories using my BMR and activity level. Do i cut this by 500 or so? Should i intake about 2277.77 calories a day for a safe weight loss? or should i go lower?
I'd say around 2000-2200I eat 2000-2400, but I also burn 3700 calories a day according to fitday (which I think is some bullshit, but whatever)
