being that the temperature is going to get colder, I'm unable to run outside due to asthma. My only alternative for calorie burning is staying inside and the only piece of equipment i have is a single 15lb barbell.

what exercises can i do inside and with a barbell to maximize caloric burnination? thanks!

I had this problem. The solution is to tie a scarf around your mouth/nose/face. Seriously it completely negates the dry, cold air. Try it

jump rope, push ups, pull ups, squats, situps/crunches, etc

and if you feel you can't exercise as much due to the weather, you could consider lowering your caloric intake to help offset your lack of activity.
