5-10lbs will do alot for her, it will prevent muscle loss with all the cardio she's doing.
good going OP. just keep what you're doing. keep pushing yourself.
just be prepared for the weight loss to slow down at one point, alot of your initial weight loss is due to the shock to your nervous system, so don't be discouraged when it starts to slow down.
just keep eating healthy, keep slowly increasing your intensity, pushing your endurance and you'll reach your goals.
