Damnit, I just can't gain weight. I've been working out for probably 3 months and have gained 5-6 pounds. I lift 3 days a week (sometimes a 4th light day) and eat like a cow.
Monday: Bench, Squat 3x10 on each Tuesday: Cleans 3x5, Shrugs 3x8, Deadlifts 3x10 Thursday: Bench, Squat
I do think my problem is I am just not eating enough, even though I do eat a lot. My lifts are increasing too, so this perplexes me.
