/fit/ I need to loose 80 pounds, however, unlike most people here, I do NOT want any muscle mass, the thinner I look the better.

What would be a good diet / method to loose 80 pounds and some muscle mass in the process? (preferably without completely messing my health up, i do not mind being weak however)

you can't just lose 80lbs really fast without looking horrible. so even if you are thin you'll still look disgusting. not hot or sexy or whatever the hell you were going for. but if you really want to just eat raw. all fruits, veggies and you'll need the minimum amount of soy protein.... so you don't get anemia.
