VERY relevant to my interest. I'm 210, 5'11''. Target weight is 180. I haven't lifted in 3 weeks due to a wrist injury. Probably will not be able to lift for another 2-3 weeks. I've been doing cardio (HIIT, biking, treadmill, walking). I've lessened the protein intake (since I'm not "rebuilding" muscle), and increased my complex carb intake. I'm still losing about a lb a week, but am afraid its muscle and not fat. Discuss please.
