Would it be easier to get rid of my belly fat,or build up enough muscle around the rest of my upper bod so I still look good even with the fat?pic sorta related. I'd make these homemade and eat them every day if I could.
As a beginner, if you lift weights heavy you'll put on muscle fast and probably notice some fat loss. Once you put on a bunch of muscle, it'll be easier to burn away the stomach fat.
