I did some squats today.I took a big breath to increase torso stability. I couldn't hold it more than 1-2 reps, after wich i had to take another breath at the top. It was heavy squats.Is it normal or do i lack cardiovascular capacity? In that case, i will have to do light cardio during off days, right?
You take a breath after each rep.
You take a breath before every rep. Don't just hold it through the entire set. wtf is wrong with you?
