ITT: List of exercises I can perform without weights

I already do push-ups & ab-curls.

Chin ups, tricep dips, squats + 1 legged squats, abdominal raises, jackhammers, hip raises, leg raises, bicycle, knee raises

More - Overhand pull ups, hands stands + hand stand push ups

Incorporating all of these into a half an hour curcuit training routine will make a great light work out. I do it on my rest days and weekends

Burpies.

pikes
pullups
sprints
natural glute ham raise (BRUTAL)
push your car
dips
plyometrics
box jumps
depth jumps
handstand pushups
bodyweight rows (horizontal pullup)

fill a sack with rocks. do stuff with it
get big boulders and put them in your backyard, do stuff with them
sewer grates are heavy and have good places to hold them
rings on ropes are killer
get a log. do stuff with it

possibilities are endless.

use a sledgehammer to hit a tire/soft thing, and level it for forearm strength
