Oats and breakfast Anonymous
hi /fit

i'm trying to put on weight at the moment so i've doubled the amount of oats i eat every morning to 1 cup (with 2 cups of water to make porridge or gruel) and drink 1 cup of soymilk.

this is just the start but it has a balance of carbs/fats/proteins and lots of fiber.

so is this a good way to start the day?
