hey /fit/. What can i do to get more defined abs? I hate having these little bubbles for abs. I do alot of crunches and situps, but it still doesnt seem to do anything. Any tips would be appreciated
add weighted resistance to your crunches.
measure your body fat, you probably need to lose some fat (although I'd love to have as little as you).
>>52597Well i wrestle, so i usually have the lowest body fat i can have. Im not sure but last time i checked i think i had 8 or 9%. I weigh right around 169 so cutting weight for wrestling at 160 is too hard.
>>52604go to bodybuilding.com and check out the forums there. Abs are supposed to be mostly about losing fat, even if you've already got low bodyfat. I wouldn't complain though, you're looking pretty good already.
