/fit/how many hours do you put into the days you workout?
2 hours each on MWF
60-90 minutes

25 minutes per day, four days per week, on a 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off schedule.

day 1. 10 min warmup, 1 1/2 hours weights, 20 min cardioday 2. sameday 3. sameday 4. sameday 5. 10 minute warmup, 35 minute circuit, 45 mins cardioday 6. 2 hours cardio
tomorrow being the last day of august my gym membership expiresi plan to do a full body workout, so 3+ hoursis this awsum? y/n
