Got back into school and noticed that I actually have enough time and energy to work out this year.

So I made this little routine here, based on what I could actually do. (You can see that I'm just starting out because I only managed to do 4*8 push ups.)

So the first question being, is this a good program for me to get some all around general fitness? That's my primary goal at this moment and it's not like I'm going to get xbawx hueg just with a pair of 33 pound dumbbells anyway.

Also as for the routine,
I plan on changing B. Curls(in b4 for da girlz) to Chin ups, and the rows to narrow and wide grip pull ups, once I'm strong enough to actually do them.

This brings me to my first question, is this a decent workout for a complete, weak as shit beginner? (Also, don't go suggesting getting a gym membership, the only gyms available in my town are expensive as hell.)

Second question would concern off days,

I considered doing some simple yoga workouts on the off days, for stretching out the muscles and making me a bit more flexible. What are some basic exercises I could look into?

Try that out for push-ups.

For yoga learn to do the sun salutation routine. It stretches a lot of stuff. It's sort of like a ritual dance.

That kind of seems like a workout in itself, and I already have extra exercises for the areas that are worked by push ups. I figured that I'd just add 2 extra push ups per set on the every third session.

Thanks, I'll look into that.

P.S.
Any general critique on the whole plan?

clearly never done any yoga.

a good yoga routine really compliments any resistance training routine well.

No. I am a strength training noob. I just knew about the sun salutation routine as a good basic set of stretches to do. However from my readings situps are NOT a very good abdominal exercise.

The bicycle crunch is better. Hell. The plank is better.

You don't just start doing 500 push-ups dummy just replace that push up program with yours.

I'm focusing more on the hip flexors instead of the abdominals, abs get worked out by pretty much any exercise here anyway.

But I guess I'll look into them, I feel like I have extra energy for an ab workout anyway, I'll probably add them to the list as a different exercise thought instead of changing them up with sit ups.
Also, should I look at any other Yoga exercises, or is the Sun Salutation enough?

I run everyday already.

Are push ups worth it though? I don't really consider them to be the top priority of my list and it kind of feels like a waste to trash the other exercises for just a single one.

Could more people give an opinion on this?

There are a number of websites that would give you far more information than me. You can develop your own yoga routine based on whatever muscles you are targeting.
