My core has always been really strong, even when I'm out of shape. I can do just about every difficult ab workout there is, and have been looking for a way to step it up.I recently tried weighted situps, and it seems to be working great, along with weighted side crunches. Any tips, variants or additional workouts that I should try?
actually jumping rope is really good for your abs (along with eveything else)
