>>252878I would say glutes, hammies, quads, lots of lower body. If you are actually playing high level tennis that is. Also some obliques and core muscles to twist and swing.
If you want to play tennis as a means to get good exercise, I suggest that you rally instead of playing games. For beginners/amateurs, a lot of time is wasted when serving once or twice when you could spend time running around and hitting back and forth.
I play games and usually in 80-90 degree heat with humidity. I wear 80 proof sunscreen and drink a shitload of water.Don't know if it's good but I feel so smuch better.
