Fast food is easy, junk food is easy, take out is easy, and they are all bad for you. Are there any "easy" food that is healthy? Things I can make and be eating in under 2 min?

Fruit, so fruit salad!

Is falafel any good by the way?

eggs, raw veg, whole grain cereals.
I like to cook a few meals ahead of time so i don't run into these problems. leftovers suck usually, but i been eatin turkey tacos 3 days for lunch, and if you put defferent stuff on them each day it's not so much the same

If you think fruit tastes like shit then you are beyond all help and hope.

Also if you're like me and hate hate hate raw veggies, it's easy to take a lot of vegetables (carrots, peppers, crucifers, spinach, etc), chop up enough to fill a small bowl with, add a little water, put a lid on and steam in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or so.

Breakfast
-Oatmeal/Porridge
-Toast with egg

Fast food DOES NOT take 2 min to prep moar like 2 weeks from a processing plant to your plate. more than what you could make in your home so learn to fucking cook

East foods
Whole wheat pasta/spaghetti with generous chicken pieces.
Baked potatoes, fries, corn.
Rice with vegetables/beans
Caned tuna/Salmon mixed in lemon juice and pepper.

well i like some fruit. i just can't stand vegs. and the cooking method you just described really doesn't work for me - still taste like shit. i could add up oil but then that would defeat the purpose wouldn't it?
also i wonder how they fry vegs in japanese restaurants.

I have no fucking clue how to cook, but I rarely eat shit food. As long as you have a stove top and microwave oven, you can do a lot in 2 minutes... I'd say 10 minutes or less for all of these:

Toast
Steamed Vegetables
Fruit
Cereal
Boiled Egg
Fish (oil in frying pan, few minutes on each side)
Pasta
Hummus + pita/bread

I like eating raw string beans, green peppers, and cucumbers. With the beans, I can just put it in a bowl, wash it, and start chewing on it right away. The others need to chopped up (well, I guess you really don't need to with cucumbers), but it shouldn't take more than 5 minutes.

get some lean pockets. Takes exactly two minutes and the ham and cheese isn't bad.

Fact of the matter though is that its hard to find healthy foods that taste good. Unfortunately on the taste to health ratio fast good is about as low as it goes.

Go on a label search. Look for the foods that you like, but check the labels to see what's in them. If they're filled with fat or sugars, try to find a better version or something similar that you can make more healthy. Look for low-fat version or "healthy option" version of the foods that you like. Check out the "weight watchers" type of foods, they often have healthy forms of junk food. They aren't ideal, but they can be better than regular version.

Go with what your tastes are, use some sense with what you eat and how much.
