so, /fit/ i'm a pretty average girl and i've never really worked out, but i'm just not very happy with my body. My college has a great gym, but i'm completely lost in there. I knew you were the best people to ask...how do i tone myself, especially my stomach?

age:19
height: 5' 4"
weight:135lbs
bust:35 1/2 inches
waist: 29 inches
hips: 34 inches

this and SQUATZ

firstly, toning is a misnomer. what do you mean, lose bf? build some muscle. If you've never worked out before i suggest getting a base level of fitness with jogging and free weights before getting too complex - 5 days per week 30 runs at say a 160 bpm heart rate and then come back

>>385113
nope, we've been together for 3 years and everything's great...i just wanna be more healthy

>I knew you were the best people to ask
What the hell? A board of trolls>doctors or personal trainers?
>> Anonymous
youve been togeth with what/who for 3 years? that post makes no sense...

seriously cardio at 160bpm for 30 minutes 5days/wk for 6 weeks. thats your plan. then come back
>> Anonymous
the key is always approach the board pretending to be female

that way, you'll receive about 9000% moar attention than even the most important posts relevant to every one on this board due to white knight syndrome

this is all common sense. take what you are doing. do more.
take what you are eating. eat less.

its not rocket science you stupid bitches

There's no such thing as toning, but if you want to build some muscle, go for it. Squatz, &c.

She thinks BF means boyfriend. And also if that pic is you learn to fucking dress. Good god.

yoga will tone up your arms, legs and stomach. and you can do it in your dorm room or anywhere (while travelling, etc.). you don't need a yoga mat. a thick old towel works fine.

youtube and 5min.com has lots of yoga demonstration videos. start with sun salutations and go slowly.

I second walking, jogging or running. Run with a friend. If you can talk easily, it's aerobic. If you have to strain to talk, you're running too hard. Get a bike if you want. Save money on gas.

Some of us see this as a golden opportunity to rant about womens' irrational aversion to weight training, without actually starting a fight with someone we know.

this post now requires you to post a better pic

>you were the best people to ask

Umm. Hi. You must be new here. You'll be told to do squatz and HIIT no matter what you ask, and that's about it...

The resulting goat-rodeo of miscommunication in>>385113
>>385118
>>385122

results from the fact that>>385113
meant "bodyfat" when they said "bf",>>385118
took it to mean "boyfriend", and hence the confusion suffered by>>385122

Seriously, miss (if you are actually a girl, and not just a troll), focus on cardio, both high-intensity and low- (that'll start burning the fat off your midsection - think swimming, running [both sprints and long-distance], biking, rowing).

Find yourself a nutritious diet (I'm not mentioning any here because it will just start a flamewar).

Do some ab exercises (i.e. crunches on a swiss ball, planks, leg raises, etc) - go for high reps.

Try all that out for starters - and ignore the tools who tell you to do squats, unless you want to work on your legs as well. Cheers.

>>if you have to strain to talk, you're running just right.

fix'd you asshole. Take your pansy low intensity recommendations elsewhere. Theres no reason to keep a lower heart rate for a presumably healthy young adult. Fucking idiot.

OP, what is the measurement of your thighs? Fellow cumdumster here and I have similar stats as you except a little taller, older, and my hips and bust are bigger. I think I have abnormally large thighs and want to see what other women of similar size are in the thigh department. Much appreciated.

Heh. I have almost the exact same measurements.

This topic is of interest to me.

Bump.

I know I do. I'm the one that asked about your thigh size. Bra shopping is hell on Earth. I wear a 34 DD and for some reason it is impossible to find.

My stats:
Age 23
Height 5'5"
Bust 38 inches
Waist 29 inches
Hips 37 inches

Just wear a sports bra, you chic.

>>385261
it's nice to find someone who understands. I'm a 32 DD and i can't ever find anything that fits...oh well, my tits are great so whatever..
Victoria Secret carries our sizes, but the selection is usually rather limited. do you know of any place else that does?
>> Anonymous
>>385264
um, no. sports bras are terribly uncomfortable. all they do is smash! there's no real support. besides, you're probably a man, so you have no idea what you're talking about. WTF?

these curvy big breasted /fit/girls need to post pics in bikinis nao

No, I usually just go to VS since I am even more unsuccessful elsewhere. There is a specialty bra shop next door to my gamestop but I've never gone in.

VS does have that really nice convertable bra. I suggest getting one. It comes with different straps so that you can wear it with virtually anything. Strapless, low-back, low neck-line, etc.
>> kiddicat
just get an underarmor sports bra and stop bitching you cunt.
i'm a girl and i have rather large boobs and that's what i do.
and yes, they do mash, but at least it doesn't feel like your tits are about to fall off your chest from heaving up and down like some freaky water balloons.
>> Anonymous
>>385281
sure there's some movement, but mine aren't saggy like yours, so they don't "feel like your tits are about to fall off your chest from heaving up and down like some freaky water balloons."
>> Anonymous
>>385281
Sounds like you are buying the wrong bra size. You should get fitted. If fitted properly, you won't have the heaving up and down problem unless you are doing some vigorous activity.
