sup /fit/i've a question about something that happens occasionally when i'm lifting or otherwise doing work that requires heavy exertion.Yesterday was back day: deadlifts, weighted pull-ups, and lat pulldowns. After the deadlifts, I felt an uncomfortable sensation in my ear. not painful at all, but uncomfortable, like a pressure change. Similar to the feeling you get when you have water in your air. Any ideas what causes this? Does it happen to anyone else?I'm only asking because it was somewhat annoying me during the rest of my workout. I'm trying to concentrate, and every time I breathe in or out, it feels like like air is pushing against my eardrum.
This also happens to me. I ignore it.
>>165623any idea what causes it though?
>>165642You make faces and loud sounds when you lift?
This happens to me all the fucking time. No matter if I am doing heavy lifting or tabatas or other hiit or running, whatever. I fucking hate it.
>>165622It happens to me a lot too. It happens whenever i exercise hard. No idea what causes it but its fucking annoying when it happens
>>165622This happens thanks to the blood pressure in your head changing. It's not dangerous at all, and it's completely normal. Even seeing "stars" is completely normal.
Namefag here confirming that it happens to me too. Its fucking annoying
