I have a question for all of you who consume 4000-5000 calories daily.

What do you eat all day to get that much down? 1 Sandwich is 300-400 calories if you put alot of stuff on it. 1 frozen meal is like 300-400 too. A dinner sized meal is like 800-1000.

I don't have enough food in my house to keep that that up all week. Eating around 3000 a day I run out of good tasting food 1/2 way through the week before someone goes shopping.

And do you eat every 2 hours or what? It seems like unless you are the type who gains weight easily you'll have to make it a job to get it down every day.

>Sandwich is 300-400 calories if you put alot of stuff on it.
2 slices of whole wheat bread: 200 calories
2 slices of cheese: 200 calories
A couple servings of lunchmeat: 200 calories
2 tbsp of delicious spicy honey mustard: 50 calories
Veggies: 50 calories

That's 700 calories.

Basically, learn2count calories.

wat? first of all dont even eat frozen meals at all. only buy shit that you can see it in its original forms. i.e. fruits veg's chicken etc etc. nothing canned/bagged/sugar coated to look good.

uhh and to answer your question i take in 3800 calories a day with 6 meals. a normal work day would look something like

wake up 6:45 a.m. 6 eggs, glass of water, chopped up bits of turkey on the eggs, salmon. *benefits from eating a big healthy breakfast right when you wake up range from quickening up your metabolism and making you feel WAY more alert and awake for longer.

9:30 a.m. at work i'll eat an apple, glass of water, and a salad with chopped shit inside of it, i.e. carrots, dried beans, olives, mushrooms, chopped cauliflower. i use romaine lettuce btw.

11:50 a.m. lunch. oatmeal with peaches and bananas. whole grain sandwich with ham, turkey, sliced tomato. 2 glasses of water.

4 p.m. protein shake and sliced chicken wrapped in whole wheat tortilla w/ choped red onion. glass of water

7 p.m. DINNER!! grilled fish (i switch my fish nightly), sauteed zucchinis, white rice, glass of water, shrimp.

obviously i dont eat exactly this everyday, you can mix main dishes like fish with lean ground meat or whatever, but you get the idea. have fun bulking

Don't say never buy anything canned, canned vegetables are just as good if not better than fresh in 99% of situations and canned water packed tuna is one of the best things you can eat for healthy protein.

I know this was not relevant to the trying to eat 4k calories but I hate people saying canned food is terrible when it is perfectly good.

This is very similar to my diet, except with substitutes for the meat as I'm one of those flakey vegetarians (still do eggs/dairy, not some crazy vegan at least.) It's not hard to keep the calories high and healthy to bulk up. I just hate to see it when people decide to eat steaks and burgers 6 times a day to get the calories and just end up a mess instead.

the whey and beef may get expensive. otherwise, you can get that shit pretty fucking cheap in bulk.

This is the veg, so yeah, I know whey gets expensive. And I insist on buying the organic stuff without all the extra hormones in it. I work a lot of hours, though, no idea how I would squeeze that in. I manage 5 meals on average: early big breakfast when I first get up, 2nd smaller breakfast at work, lunch, dinner, 2nd smaller dinner at home. What sucks are my travel days to clients, they think I'm crazy snacking on fruit and veggies and such throughout the day to try and maintain the status quo.

I need to get a new gym membership, too. I got the dog, she got the house with my gym in the basement. Going to make squeezing in full workouts a lot harder without it one flight down. At least I still have my bench, weights, and the fact it's summer out and I don't want to be stuck home.

Get a job that lets you eat every three hours.

>5 whole eggs

That's like 350% of DR of cholesterol. Is that safe?
