How do you guys like doing wieghts? I've been doing it for two mounths and I hate it. Anonymous

If you're "bored", you're doing something terribly wrong. Are the weights you're lifting actually heavy?

try doing different typs of weight training. sure, free weights are the best but if you just don't like it then why keep doing it? Maybe try doing circuit training or even go on machines. give calisthenics a try or some therabands. i don't like machines or free weights, i'd rather go to pullups and puhsup at the park.

Yes they are heavy, I do a full body workout for 45 minutes five days a week, the weights are heavy, I'm so bored I put high energy music on and it's still boring me
