Whenever I lift weights I'm always exhausted about 5 hours or more later. Literally exhausted... like all I feel like doing is sleeping. Anything that could be the cause or anything to help fix this /fit/?

Feeling exhausted after lifting weights is normal. Drink more coffee if you need to stay awake.
