Hi,

So, I'm 135 and 6". I'm pretty slim, borderline skinny. I want to gain some weight. How do you gain weight in a good way? Because I don't want to eat a McDonald's 5 times a week and just gain fat.

jokes aside, the best way to gain weight is to eat regularly at least five times per day, big portions of food.
If you're a dude I suggest you go to the gym. If a you're a female, I think that eating is actually a very good option. Delicious healthy, soft women..
