Is there a limit to how fast you can lose fat through diet and exercise? I've got 40 pounds yet to lose and I've been thinking of cutting to a meats milk and eggs diet for a month or so with a multivitamin for good measure. I'm losing weight reasonably quickly now but I want to get fucking laid.

so if I eat a low calorie (1000-1200kcal) a day diet, do HIIT, pushups, abwork, and bike forty minutes a day five days a week, will I kill myself or cure myself? Is there some biological threshhold for fat burning, or so I tax my bodies energy reserves as hard as I have the willpower to?

My routine now is similar but much less extreme. Pic is related, as I wore the facepaint to the party last saturday.

multivitamins and supplements are dangerous. look into recent research. 1000-1200 is dangerously low, quit that anorexic shit it will keep you from losing weight.
