its me reporting in for a second time, i thank you all for help on my last thread and since then ive gotten OVER NINE THOOOUSAND SQUATZ in.But now i need to know some good compound excercises for the arms. Im not one of those fags who want big bulging biceps of doom but ide rather have a big arm of doom. I try and keep everything balanced so my tricep bicep wrists and shoulder muscles work in a sort of unity when i punch. So any ideas? just to shove in, i do 10x10 sets of pushups of many kinds since i love pushups, simple easy and CHEAP<-- pic is me being a fag again -_- *sigh*
