I'd start with a meat for each day. Cook it before you leave, probably the night before. Marinades give you great flavor with 10-15 minutes of prep and are very easy. The kind of meat is your choice, as is the flavor. I hate to take the time to recommend recipes you might not like when you have the internet at your disposal. Good sites are foodnetwork.com and recipezaar.com, you should be able to search by the preparation (marinading). Buy good quality meat but keep your meat servings on the small side. There's your meat for the packed lunch, it can last the whole week. Cook the night before, grill it, pan fry in a little olive oil, bake it, whatever, then refrigerate, refrigerate at work, nuke it in the microwave.
Then add some veggies. Again it's your preference on what kind. I hate a lot of raw veggies, if you want to cook them, steam them if possible to retain the most nutrients. Add a dipping sauce or something and you're good to go. Homemade sauces would be best to keep it healthy (use that internet).
Now maybe some rice, brown has a better flavor and is better for you. Or pasta, with a nice healthy sauce, a wheat roll ect.
Add an apple, banana, orange, blueberries, strawberries, whatever is in season and you like. Blueberries have a ton of health benefits, and freeze well if picked fresh.
That should start you off. Avoid soft drinks, drink water and teas not loaded down with sugar or artificial sweetener (much worse for you than sugar) I can't design your own meals for you since I don't know what kind of dishes you like. I'm no expert but that should get you headed in the right direction with really very minimal effort. Stick to easy to prepare recipes that still taste good. They're out there just look for them.
