Way too much mixture of weight training and cardio, you need to push yours muscles as hard as you can on weight training days, and work up your cardio massively on the off days. If you mix the two together, you're going to sap your energy completely and not be able to push yourself. your workout should be more like. Monday: Weights Tuesday: Weights Wednesday: HIIT Thursday: Weights Friday: Weights Saturday: HIIT Sunday: HIIT
