Lets put it this way, your body feeds on the stored energy in your fat cells when you exercise. Thats what burns all that fat. Well your body won't eat all its fat, it will stop at a certain point, because you need fat to survive. So guess what it eats then? MUSCLE
Yah, all them shit lil muscles you got will start to disappear.
Also, by not keeping your body in metabolism, it will think its in shock, and will store all the fat it can from your food, instead of turning it into energy stored to be used right away.
So by eating improperly, you will actually gain fat, and lose muscle.
