A little bulgur dish that I made up on the fly. 1 cup of uncooked bulgur, mixed with a sauce made of teriyaki, peanut butter, a little bit of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and white pepper. microwaved and then stirred right in. tasted kinda like an asian porridge.
400~ calories per cup and a half, I had a cup and a half at about 11 and a cup and a half at about 2. great shit, not filling at all for some reason.
