Hey /fit/

Im around 5"10 and just under 180 pounds. my diet is pritty much eat whatever when im hungry.

Totally need a basic food plan, any help /fit/?

OATMEAL

SNACK
APPLE

LUNCH
A FUCKING SANDWICH ON WHOLE WHEAT bread

SNACK
BABY CARROTS

DINNER
CHICKEN AND VEGETABLES

AND
SOME OTHER SHIT

oatmeal for breakfast. no candy, soda, sweets etc. unless its a cheat meal.only one cheat meal per week. Eat the good fats like olive oil, flax seeds. Eat fruit since they will help with sweet cravings. Those should be your only source for sugar.
