Losing a bit of flab Anonymous
What up /fit/.

First off, I would not say I'm obese, fat, rotund, mildly plump or overweight in any sense of "weight", but I think I could stand to lose a few pounds/inches from my stomach area.
I'm about 5'8", ~160 lbs, 32/30 jeans (or around that) and then there's the nice little stomach I've got going on.
Also, I try to exercise at least once every day (running plus sprinting, crunches, push-ups, etc.)

So, my question: what sort of regime could I enforce to really lose that tummy? And, I do understand it takes time, I'm not looking for a quick an easy solution.

Thanks.

You already do cardio, so eat less.

Doesn't really matter. Just eat less/better. Exercise is great, but it's a lot easier to create a calorie deficit, thus weight loss, by controlling your calorie intake than it is to up your calorie output.

Thanks for the advice.

You can't spot reduce fat, if you have tummy fat it means you are just fat, regardless of what you might think it looks like in the mirror. The fact is that 90% of males already have great abs, that is just how much weight you have to lose.

Nobody hates cupcakes, especially not people with chunky ass lard guts like you.
