Sup fit,I started the velocity diet yesterday and plan to continue it for about 10-12 days which should be enough time to lose 5-10 pounds. I wouldn't say I'm fat, but I've had a gut since I can remember (5'7, 160) and thought I should finally do something about it.Mostly trying to see if anyone else had tried the velocity diet and has any experiences or advice to share. I substituted 4 of the 5 fish oil capsules for a tablespoon of cream (which goes in the shake). Walking, intense cardio (bjj) 3x/wk and weights 2x/wk (squatz, etc).Picture not related.
