right, firstly cut out your thing (whether its cake, pie, pasties, sweets, fried food, mc donalds etc) i cut out Cornish pasties and lost a stone in 2 weeks.
secondly eat a big, healthy breakfast- poached eggs on brown or wholemeal bread, or porridge, or baked beans on toast, or wheetabix, or shredded wheat. any one of those with 3 pieces of fruit. a big healthy breakfast will stop hunger through the day.
chew your food and eat slowly- the more chews you do sends signals to your brain to say you're full. it works, think about it, if you shovel down food you eat more, if you chew you feel full quicker. try it.
snacks- rice cakes with low fat cream cheese, add things like celery and carrots. it is tasty. fruit, seeds, raisins and carrot and celery sticks.
as for lunch and dinner there are plenty of healthy recipes out there- grill don't fry, plenty of veg and chew your food.
cardio- walk it does help lose the weight, when you lost a little start thinking about toning as you don't want excess skin. join the gym if you can afford it, it's a daunting feeling, but believe me you will get addicted and no one cares what you look like in there.
