I've been lurking forever, and all I see is that you will burn muscle with fat if you lift and keep up a caloric deficit--and that lifting might even kill your muscles quicker.

So is there any way to only cut fat without muscle too?

There's a camp that CLAIMs that it can be done in a ratio as high as 90% fat to 10% muscle loss. It is called the Anabolic diet, and it is championed by a Ph.D. body builder. Link to bookage so as you can make your own decision will follow....now!

I didn't DL from this link, but the PDF might be pass protected. The pass, should you need it, should be: "the insider encyclopedia on how to build muscle and might" without the quotes.

Ah, I'm a dickface. Just realized that the uploader used the pass field as a description on /rs/. Oh well.

basically, cardio burns muscle as well as fat, so if you still want to do cardio just make sure you're lifting a lot more often than you're running
