What's up /fit/

I've got a bit of an issue. I'm quite a skinny guy, but I'm getting a bit of a beer gut, and I'm looking to shake off a few extra pounds by summer, so I can walk around proudly with my shirt off.

I'm 5'10, 10 stone (look it up, seriously) and 20 years old. I do smoke and drink, but only occasionally, and I have a fairly healthy diet.

Any ideas?

Do crunches, push-ups and get some weights. look up some weight training in wiki.

10 stone at 5'10" isn't that much. fuck losing your gut; get a big chest, shoulders and arms, and do squats.
i'm an inch shorter than you and about 10-15 lbs heavier. just join a gym, start every workout with SQUATZ, then do the rest. you'll see a massive improvement in a month, i promise.

also, eat moar.

Why do people even use the Stone measure? I mean, its simple to use lbs or kg...
