Bicep Work Anonymous
I'm looking at toning myself fully from home, without too much equipment. I have been running to increase my stamina, and I now do 150 sit-ups a day (two sets of 75 as fast as I can while still being thorough, with three minutes between sets), and I today purchased two dumbells to get some bicep work happening. The guy at the shop helped me choose 7.5kg as starters, as I can handle them and 5kg was too easy.

Does anyone have diagrams for the exercises with these things so that I know that I am doing them correctly? I know OF how to do them, but I'd like to be sure.

OP. enjoy your fail.
