hey /fit/I'm on a push/pull mon/tue thurs/fri program at the moment.Last tuesday I managed 3x5 pullups (which is good for me I'm only starting)Anyway, today my lats are still sore and I'm wondering should I do my workout anyway????pullups, deadlifts, b/o rows and abs
