Workout Routine Anonymous

I’ve been a lurker for about 2-3 months already, and I need you guys advice/help with my exercise routine (I want to really improve my lower body, my core and my body fat%, those are my main goals)

Routine
DAY1:
AM
Warm up (jump rope) + dynamic stretch + HIIT (or probably HIT because from what I have gathered you are supposed to work to the point you might even vomit from the effort)
PM
Legs Exercise (this includes… straight leg lift, heel to the sky, double knee up, hip extension, catcher squat, balancing touch-down, lunging touch-down, step back lunge, side step squat, old school lunge, low side shuffle (25reps each))

I got this from a DVD I ordered (Joey Atlas) great stuff I’m starting level one and my legs REALLY feel the workout)
