Um. Well, I eat pretty much everything, ranging from meat and vegetables to fish and the occasional candy, and usually 3 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, dinner). I've also heard that limiting drinks (as in, cola, fanta, pepsi etc) could help. Is that true? I'm currently making an effort to improve myself mainly because I could use the confidence boost from having a nice body, but also for my health. I'd be lying if I said I don't care about the opposite gender at all, though... Thanks to those who replied. :)
