Full body workouts are important for health reasons. If you ever find yourself actually using your ub3r strength in the real world, you could injure the shit out of your unworked legs. Also, strong legs promote good posture. You want to get a lower back injury because of lower body weakness?
Don't worry about "bulking up" your legs. You'll just look stupid if you get all ripped up top and have little chicken legs on the bottom. Full body is best and the extra metabolic boost from having strong legs will get you your rock hard abs all the quicker.
