For the first 6 months in the progress pic i was doing it HARDCORE BRAH. I was using elliptical around 5-7 times a week, eating around 50P/25C/25F approx. I just stuck with around 1600 calories a day, and it mostly constituted of alot of protein eating 5 times a day. I eventually dropped my carbs over the final few months to avoid plateau's to around 70g a day max. Around 4/5 months in i got into weights more and mixed it up to alternate days of:
A) Weights finishing with 20 mins cardio B) Long session of cardio
I'd like to point out that anyone that says doing 45-60 mins of cardio will cause muscle loss is a fag and should gtfo.
Unfortunately due to either overtraining and bad form on squats or a combination of both i suffered a massive leg injury for a few months. I tore tendons in my knee and it kept getting worse when i tried to go back to cardio until the point where i couldn't walk for nearly a week.
It's healed up now and i'm getting back to outdoor running and weights (carefully on the squats lol).
Ignore people talking about HIIT, they are also fags and have no idea what it is. Just go running and enjoy it, throw in some sprinting to push your body further than you thought you could and enjoy the adrenaline rush.
