Err, dumbasses. Well, you aren't all stupid.
But here is what you should do. Instead of just working out your abs, Set up your workouts so they work out your entire body. Rest one entire day then go work out again.
Your body will burn fat from where it's genetically disposed to, not where you train the most. Where you train the most will just have the most muscle.
You burn more fat by having more muscle, muscle doesn't grow if you workout every single day. So rest one whole day. Intensity does help, don't run over an hour.
Two ways to destroy muscle, not eating & working out too hard. Good luck.
