Hey /fit/, Whats your diet like?

I'm never sure if i eat to much/to little for my body size, Just interested to see what /fit/ eats on a daily basis, and your weight/hight

Oats
Lots of lean meat.
Lots of veggies.
A fair bit of fruit.

6 times a day.

fruit - usually 2-3 pieces a day
about 2 slices (sometimes 4) of wholemeal/wholegrain bread
wholegrain pasta (with lean meat), Or, cooked fish (usually salmon)
2 cups of hot chocolate with 1% milk
