Hi, /fit/. Straight to the point: I wanna lose 7kg[15lbs]. I weigh 77kg[169lbs, think] and am 1,77m[5'9''] tall. I used to walk/run twice a week but stopped one month ago. I've been taking boxing classes twice a week since the beggining of the year. I've been mantaining roughly the same weight. But I still have several 'soft' spots and a oh-so-disgusting belly.Halp.
