Way to fucking much. WAY TO MUCH.
The second half will be half assed and not worth doing.

Op here, It should be noted that "as many as I can" is five on everything but setups.

As many as you can is retarded.
Lurk more, are you trying to build strength, or muscle mass. You'll get both with whatever but focusing on one is superior.

I'm trying to build strength. I'm 6'2 and 220lb and I really do not want to get real bulky, just strong. I asked the one of the trainers at the Rec center here on campus were I workout and he would not give me a straight answer. I really do not know what program will work for me.

Pushups, dips, rows, pull ups before abs, curls, triceps. More leg work. Much more.

Not true. For beginners, building strength and size can be achieved. A base needs to be built on lots of supplemental and accessory work. It's not until they become intermediate/advanced athletes do they need to have more specific training goals in mind.

So let me get this straight

You bench, squat, and deadlift on the same day?

I think one day is squat, one day is bench, one day is dead. I hope.

Not OP, But I do this as well, I haven't had any problems with it.
