Any advice Rayleonard
First time posting in /fit/

Anyways, my build is alright, 116-119lb and 5'5'', But because of this slim weight gain and my fast food craze over the summer, I'm concerned about internal fat buildup.

Anyways, a normal man would just run it off, unfortunately I'm horribly asthmatic, so I can't do shit like that for more then five minutes. Any slower paced, asthma-friendly exercises.

On top of that, detox diets, that would also come in handy.

Picture unrelated~

Sorry, meant winter*

Just do the same things that everybody recommends at a lower intensity.

Detox diet: don't eat anything toxic.

If there's anything else you wanna know just ask.

Actually yeah, define 'toxic'

Toxic = shit your body doesn't need. So stick with veggies (a LOT of veggies), lean proteins, whole wheat breads, etc.

A stupid rule of thumb is that if you can't pronounce an ingredient in the product, don't eat it. A better rule of thumb is to try to eat things that are as close as possible to their natural state. So...veggies, chicken/turkey breasts, whole wheat products.

Also, water. Lots of water and little (if anything) else to drink.

wups, was posting during/after you posted.

Anyway, swimming is a favorite to me, but no public pools are open, and the only other pool is the one at Brock, which costs a fortune to get in
