Hey /fit/.. I'm looking for a lesson plan for Tai Chi. I read somewhere that you are supposed to do different types of exercises throughout your session in an orderly fashion. Any help?

Tai chi, like most martial arts, is not taught through books, but through hands on instruction with a teacher. So, go find a class. If you live anywhere that there are old people/health nuts/hippies/asians there's a pretty good chance you'll find a teacher.

I know this.. I found a teacher. But the lessons are only once a month and I wanted to get a head start... there has to be some sort of lesson plan I could follow. My goal is to have about a 40 minute routine.. but I need some videos and online instruction to do that. (I am getting ready before the lessons start to gain a "feel" for it.. I am not very coordinated and I want to work on that.)

Help would be appeciated!
