I hurt my wrist and couldnt lift for 2 weeks. I already lost 4 pounds. I was only 130 before. And it will probably take me another 2 months to gain it back.

My body hates muscle. I'm 100 lbs if i dont work out. Am i fucked?

obviously, since its so fucking hard to eat more.

As long as you maintain a high protein diet (about 1 gram per pound of lean body mass) your muscles aren't going to deteriorate for a while. Granted, I would go crazy not lifting for two weeks, but atrophy doesn't happen until a month or so.

Also, you don't need your wrists to do SQWATZ.

biggest problem tbh... what do you eat for protein if you hate seafood (i.e. tuba) and are limited financially?

Whey protein, hot dogs (srsly, I can get 8 for $1.50), cheapo chikkens (Tyson comes to mind), beans (+beano if you get bad gas from it, comes out to pretty cheap per dose), eggs (you can microwave them I found out).

Also, try other fish. Pollock is pretty cheap, and tastes way different than tuna.

Have you considered Tofu?

It's relatively cheap if you know where to get it.

get some tuna and whey protein. also, don't worry, you'll gain back atrophied muscle mass pretty fast.

peanuts, almonds
soymilk
chicken breasts
turkey FTW
whey protein
fat free cheese
fat free milk
eggs

those are all cheap, and with that plus some fresh veggies, i can make some mean taquitos, chili, salads, etc.

These 2 are right. Tuna is a great, healthy snack that you should force yourself to eat. I HATE it but have a can a day as a mid day snack.
