Hey /fit/, see those pictures, thats me, my upper body is reasonably well proportioned and well built, but my lower body seems to have gotten what the fuck pwned.
How do I lessen the red circled areas of fat/muscle, the bone is a decent distance underneath, I'm not fat by the way, 5'11 and 160 pounds

ITS CALLED FUCKING NATURAL GROWTH! You happen to have more organs on one sid eof your body then the other. thus the muscles and proportion will NEVER be perfect unless your some freak with fucked up insides.

Exercise will not make it look better, it will just tone you.
