I didn't sleep well last night because I was queasy and experience some severe discomfort around my stomach. I missed my gym on Monday because I was hungover. Today is Wednesday and I'm supposed to hit the gym.

I'm on the Rippetoe workout and I'm afraid to go to the gym only to fail my squat/bench/deadlift routine.

Should I rest and go (in 2 hours), or should I take another day off?

Take off a day. Nothing to gain but possible injury and you won't be able to lift properly either if you feel weak.
Your muscles atrophy after 3 days at the fastest, so don't break a sweat.
