heres the deal /fit/ i'm 170 lbs 5'9 i only have 1 dumbell and which i can change from 5 - 20 lbs with the plates i have, should i get more equipment or is this more then enuff, and if its enuff what workouts should i do give me a routine to do daily please : )

low reps and high weight is the key, OP. lift as much weight as you possibly can for about 6 to 8 reps. do 3 to 4 sets of everything.
i work at a lumberyard just decided maybe i should do more : )
Also, if you´re serious about gaining mass, buy some whey protein and take it immediately after your workouts. it´s very important that you take some form of protein after a workout, otherwise you´ll be doing more harm than good.
