Hello /fit/. Question.Can I burn fat in specific areas or is it a strict gain in certain areas first and then lose back in the reverse order?My legs and arms are working up nicely but my weight loss in the stomach is progressing horribly slow. I mainly walk/jog and lift.I'm probably doing it wrong, but any advice is welcome.Pic not related.
No such thing as spot reduction. People carry fat differently. Sounds like yours is mostly on your belly. It'll go as you get leaner.
