Hey /fit/,

I am currently 98kgs (quite overweight) and just 6ft tall. I am not interested in really losing the weight (losing a little would be nice tho) but I want to turn most of it into muscle if I could.

My legs aren't fatty as I ride a bike to and from school up and down hills so there quite strong. It is just that I have chuby arms and a fat belly.

I am buying a machine like the one in the pic next week so I would like to know some stuff I could do to build muscle etc and how much weight i should be lifting etc.

if you want abs, working on those muscles wont make your belly flatter, but it will just increase the size of those muscles. what you really need to do is go for a jog to help lose that belly fat then come home and do a workout. when you feel your muscles burning, you know that they are working.

well 98kgs and 6ft tall is probably quite out of shape i mean it all really depends i'm 6' and 160 pounds and at like 180 pounds i would be obese probably but anyways....i suggest you start eating a lot of chicken and protein and eat about 30 grams of fiber a day start up with 10 and work your way up to 30....also don't buy one of those machines they suck go buy a gym membership you will be better off....just go some place cheap fuck amenities you just need good weights/machines.....no carbs except for before and after you workout i suggest dextrose(except raw veggies and oats/oatmeal/fiber one bars)....drink a bunch of water lift weights monday wednesday friday or tue thursday saturday.....take it easy on saturday(sunday if you choose tue/thur/sat) eat what you want but make sure you hit 180grams of protein(mostly from chicken/low fat cottage cheese combine with fiber for slower abosrption/better blood sugar) or so at least(most likely you won't even want to eat that badly)....jog everyday you don't have to lift weights....do it in the morning on an empty stomach for faster loss(you'll also burn more lean muscle mass) eat protein/oats/carbs before if you want to save muscle but your fat loss will be slower...get some caffine pills too everybody uses them that jogs....if they tell you they don't they are either A) a liar B) just drank a bunch of cofee C) Just drank a bunch of Tea......oh also and if you fuck up on eating you eat something bad.....cover it with oats/fiber baby...when you fuck up just admit it to yourself and reach for them oats.....it will slow down the absorption and help to keep that fuck up from hitting your waistline..........
