Sup /fit/, I'm on a new 5 day split routine to help my fat loss plateau and decided this will be more beneficial than a 5x5

anyway today I did chest and I'm feeling more sore in my triceps and slightly sore in my triceps, and not really sore at all in my chest area

am i doin something wrong

also this is what I did
3x12,10,8

Flat Bench Press
Incline DB Press
Decline DB Press
Cable Crossover
DB Chest Pull over

After that routine, Pushups till failure, then pick up some HEAVY dumbells and do flys till failure STRAIGHT after the pushups, shit buuurrrnns ur moobies
