Chocolate milk. I drink a 2-4 litres a day. As well as regular milk for protein shakes.
Anyways, it's a great source of protein, calories, and fats, especially if you can't eat all the meals you need too. (I can almost never find time for breakfast, if only because I work as a breakfast cook. By the time I'm hungry, you fuckers are ordering like mad, and by the time you end, I'm having a late lunch). so before work, I buy a litre or two from a gas station and chug it down throughout the shift.)
Just keep at it. Workout, drink lots of milk, eat your meals as well and you'll put on muscle.
