Smoking does the opposite of what you want. You don't want to shed bodyfat fast. YOu will be left with loose skin.

Shed pounds fast. Well, smokin meth is known to do that, but as far as tobacco goes, take a look at all the fat smokers in the world and its clear that there is little that it really does.

Now on to loosing weight fast. Don't crash diet. Keep you caloric intake above one quarter of your metabolic rate or you will just jack up your metabalism and lose nothing. CONT.....

My method for choosing what to eat goes as follows.
Eat some fucking breakfast! The early morning is not the time to skimp on food. Eat some toast or something with peanut butter. Skip out on regular butter because it doesnothing and it has alot of fat.
For lunch I keep it simple. Meat and vegitables. By meat I mean that I try to have a lean piece of something, I doesn't really matter what as long as its lean and doesn't have any sort of sauce or breading.
At dinner I eat one reasonable serving of an entree, and more vegitables. If you eat like that and not snack you've got the ball rolling. CONT.

there might be a positive correlation between weight-loss and smoking, as smoking acts as an appetite suppressant and also the fact that you'll buy cigarettes instead of food with your last 5 dollars.

I quit smoking and didn't gain the 5-8 lbs that you normally get when you quit smoking. I did that by changing my diet and actually walking/jogging. I smoked for 8 years and it's getting easier every day to not smoke.

The fastest (but not the safest) way to lose weight, of course, is to lie in your bed with a huge jug of water and nothing else for about 4-5 days. Aside from going to the toilet and bathing yourself (remember to use lukewarm water, hot water will make you faint), you should never move about too much, because it will actually make you collapse. As you lie in bed, you will sleep more often, and that will curb your appetite.
