Alright /fit/ this is the first update of i hope to be many.

STATS:
Height: 6'1"
Weight: 168

I Began working out yesterday and continued working out today. I started running Saturday, took a break Sunday and Monday, and continued today.

My First work out was legs, back. Squats hurt =( My Second work out was upper body, arms, shoulder, chest and also lower back.

My Exact work out today was:
3 x 8 Military Press
3 x 8 Curls
3 x 8 Reverse Curls
3 x 8 Chest Fly (Don't know if thats the right name)

Pretty much. At least put your hands close to the base of your neck so you're not torquing your head forward. Best to simply hold your hands right near your ears, though, and to keep your neck relatively straight.

That's because you're trying to do too big motions, good abs are slow, controlled, limited motion

Fact is, if you're reaching too near your knees, it means you're cheating therefore hurting your neck or back
