i am pretty stoned right now. i notice that i havent been feeling "the burn" when im lifting my weights like usual. i'm almost doing double reps than normal.

change your exercises to attack muscles from different directions.

instead of barbell curls, do dumbbell curls seated on an incline bench.

bench press => incline/decline bench

etc.
