Hey /fit/, Im sure you get asked this kind of thing all the time, but im trying to lose weight, and planning to bulk up muscle wise once im down to a fair weight, would it work better for me to start lifting seriously to bulk up muslce in advance, or spend that energy on cardio then work on weights when I've hit my weightloss goal? Also, what are some good books to download, and if you have them rapidshare links?
