Ok, /fit/ guys. I'm quite thin and light about 54kg, I wanna gain weight, but not fats, I want to grow some muscles, especially on my arms. I do at least 20 pushups a day, gradually increasing.I want to know what foods are good for gaining weight, high in protein, like beans? I don't want all those weight-gainer pills drinks bullshit. Don't trust them
