for the past week i have been living off canned peaches, fresh vegetables, canned tuna and tea (no sugar and with skim milk) in an attempt to lower my body fat.

Just now I had a big bowel of pumpkin soup and 3 slices of wholemeal bread for god knows why. Did I just ruin my diet? The soup was made by me and only consisted of butternut pumpkin and a little pepper. It's mainly the wholemeal bread I'm worried about.

Also any other easy things to eat that will help me alone the way?

GO READ THE FUCKING LABEL ON THE BREAD PACKET!

1 meal and 3 slices of bread won't ruin anything. Its not 1 meal or 1 day that ruins a week. You heat 21 or more meals a week. One that goes wrong aint a thing.

Easy foods? Canned chicken, frozen vegetables, steamed vegetables, milk, protein shakes, meal replacement bars, fresh fruit, baked chicken.

I reckon he'd be worried about Carbs and Calories.

Probably 300 calories. As for carbs, i dunno lol, maybe 75 grams.

what he said. It takes more then just three slices of wholemeal (btw wholemeal is like extremely low in fat as far as breads go) to send a week of work off.

Now assuming you arnt doing any exercise it migth be difficult. I do the same thing but i can afford to have a chocolate bar here and there because I run for 2 hours everyday.

Dear OP,
Eat the fuck more. Sounds like you are having less than 1500 calories per day.

Depends on your metabolism. If it's super-fast (like mine's becoming, apparently) then nothing's ruined.

TV show called "Dinosaurs"

But, it's not that 1 meal will ruin your diet in itself. It's that once you cheat on your diet, you're more prone to do it again and again, then revert back to eating badly eventually.

1 "bad" meal after a month of dieting isn't fucking things up for you, but it will most likely lead to you doing it again.

OP here:

Eating more is not really an option. I'm an art student so if im not sitting at my potters wheel or standing around painting im at home trying to get as much sleep as possible before i go to work where i stand around at a checkout. I honestly would rather a tiny muscle-less body then eating heaps of food I know i cant work off due to the extremely small amount of exercise i get a day. Not to mention theres no time for it anymore.

I'm basically sticking to smaller portions of healthy food only now and with quite some success. It's not like im struggling to shop without picking up candy or other junk. It's just today was the first day in a long time i had soup and i use to always have bread so it came naturally to take it from the fridge.

Either you're a troll or you're retarded.
Eating a couple of slices of bread has instantly ruined your diet. You might as well not try any more and eat the whole loaf.

3 slices of bread will not affect your diet, nor will the soup.

Plus, if you want to lose weight, you need to exercise. A diet should only compliment your exercise regime.
