Male , 18 years old here.

I was about 142 lbs and I am trying to cut to 130 and its been about 1 week total of me dieting and lots of cardio and I have already lost 5 lbs. How is this? Please consider my age. Also should I do abs before my cardio(5days a week) or after my lifting (3days a week)?

Yeah I will lift a lot more once I get to 130(ill lift 5 days a week instead of 3 and also eat more). I just want to get rid of this flabby shit and then I will start lifting.

No, just for about 2 weeks. And youre right it is water weight because I was DRENCHED after 40 minutes on the treadmill at 6MPH. Like 3/4 of my shirt was wet and everyone was looking at me because I looked like I just dipped half my body in a pool. Thanks
