anyone ever try qi gong? i've heard all sorts of great things it can do, general health improvement, better sleep, clear skin, better mental focus, improved circulation...

I took qi gong at my high school to get out of a sport.

It was cool, but you have to stay dedicated. Nothing special happens unless you're really intense about it. And it's really hard to stay dedicated because it's tedious and slow.
