I am going out for a run, and I want to do it HIIT style. However, I am a horrible runner; I have very little endurance. But I'm going to plow through.

So, how does I ran HIIT?

Everyone can sprint for 30 seconds, you just THINK you can't. Sure, you will throw up, collapse and have a throbbing headache afterwards, but thats all part of the fun.

HIIT will not make you a better runner. Just go out and run, you'll get endurance in time.
