Yo /fit/.I'm 6'3, and 211lbs and trying to get in shape.I've been running every day to lose weight, but when I was talking to my friend yesterday, (he's in shape) he was telling me that I should go for walks instead. It doesn't make any sense to me, but maybe I'm doing it wrong. Who's right?

Both will work if you are willing to put the effort into it. Walking is more fun in my opinion 'cause then you notice all the little details in yoru surroundings that you just don't notice in cars or running.
