Nothing, because I still eat whatever I want. If it goes over my 400 limit of whatever I want because I burn it off anyway, I just exercise a little more the next day. In the three years I've been working out, I've seen too many people with fucked up eating disorders, not eating something because it's not "clean" or all that other stupid broscience, as they call it. I say fuck it. I eat what I want, and I look a fuckload better than they do.
