no idea dude, but from what i understand it isnt the calories you burn during the session, but the amount you burn from an increased metabolism for 24 hours after it.
really it doesnt matter, you will likely only be able to do 15 or so minutes of actual hit at a 1:1 ratio if that, but just do as much as you can as hard as you can, and eat ~250 less than maintenance.
