Dear /fit/,

Up until around Middle School, I was a relatively average sized kid. All the sound the weight came on from no where, and I've never been a heavy eater. On top of that, I'm not very tall. Right now I'm 17 years old (in b4 b&, whatever sue me) and just barely 5''7, and around 185-190 pounds. The stomach doesn't bother me alot, as it's not very large. It's more of the chest area that bothers me. I don't have access to a gym, all I have is my bike, and i can do basic calisthenics(sp?). Basically what I'm trying to ask is what kind of workout could I do (push-ups, cycling, etc.) and how much of it would I need to do/how long before my chest starts to look more like the average male my age and less like an 8th grade girl going through puberty?

If you have access to some kind of bar hanging from somewhere, I chin ups shape the chest really well

However just to clarify, there IS A condition where men get breast tissue, make sure its not that, else they'll just get bigger ._.;
