And what does your workout routine look like?

Rest days should be used strategically to aid with your body's recuperation process. Resting periods will differ depending on your goals, be they weight loss (dieting), weight gain (bodybuilding), or performance (olympic level training).

So it really depends on what you're doing.

As long as gun sales remain as wildly profitable as they are now, gun manufacturers, transporters and retailers will do everything in their power to stave off any real gun control. And they will always succeed, because guns are monumentally profitable, and the gun creators and handlers have the funds to do anything they damn well please.

Gun control will never exist. Pull your head out of your ass.
>> Anonymous
Gun control shouldn't exist, I can understand keeping AKs off the street but if I want to buy a handgun and keep it on me for protection I should always have that right, it is guaranteed by the Constitution.

As my source for the U.S. http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/bjs/glance/tabl... (U.S. Bureau of Justice), incidents related to firearms accounted for 29,573 deaths in 2001. 802 of them were accidental firearm discharges. 16,869 were suicides. 11,671 were homicides (which don't just include murders, but also justified self-defense and when police have had to shoot people). 231 of the deaths were undetermined for these groupings, but were part of the incidents related to firearm deaths total. The .gov statistics site also breaks them up by years, by total deaths and by age groups

>You fail to realize we have shit loads of laws on the books to make cars safer

you fail to realize we already have a shit load of laws on the books to make guns harder for irresponsible people to buy.

protip: criminals don't acquire their firearms by legal means.
>> Anonymous
Britain's crime rate has been rising steeply since they banned handguns. People look at countries with already low homicide rates and say "oh ho it must because they don't trust their people with <instrument>" but it just doesn't work that way. Violence is a SOCIAL problem, not an OBJECT problem.
>> Anonymous
>>382324
You missed the point, all I am saying is if the laws were tougher and if sales were restricted there would be less gun-related crime in this nation.

By your logic nothing should be illegal (the criminals are going to speed anyway, why have speed limits. the rapist is going to rape anyway, why have rape laws). Try to look at the statistics logicly instead of making an appeal to emotion. Americans in general have way to many guns. Its because of these huge stockpiles that criminals or children get their hands on them.

Reduce the number of weapons and you reduce the number of possiblities for something bad to happen.
>> Anonymous
>>382329
>By your logic nothing should be illegal

when did i say that?

I'm all for restricting who can buy guns. I'm all for background checks and waiting periods.

However, If I pass all the criteria I should be able to buy whatever I want.

>Reduce the number of weapons and you reduce the number of possiblities for something bad to happen.

By your logic we should reduce the number of cars on the road. Far more people die by cars than firearms.

Let's raise the driving age to 35... better yet just make public transportation mandatory.

>By your logic nothing should be illegal (the criminals are going to speed anyway, why have speed limits. the rapist is going to rape anyway, why have rape laws).
That line of logic has nothing to do with laws concerning the acquiring of guns, only the punishment of gun violence. Since no one is suggesting not punishing gun violence (obviously), it's a total non sequitor.

>Try to look at the statistics logicly instead of making an appeal to emotion. Americans in general have way to many guns. Its because of these huge stockpiles that criminals or children get their hands on them.

That is not how it works. At all. Most of the American gun homicides come from the inner cities. Those families do not have huge gun stockpiles, far from it. And no, rural gun owners are not the ones supplying them.
>> Anonymous
We should ban violent video games and hollywood movies too.
They probably have just as much, if not more to do with all the violence
>> Anonymous
>>382332
Maybe we should reduce the number of cars on the road, not only for safety reasons but also for energy reasons. More cars = more gas = higher gas prices and more pollution. There are many arguments to be made for stronger laws and against in every situation.

Consider this, the laws we already have, the ones you "support" are not doing their job. America has far more gun-related deaths than any other nation out there. I would suggest better laws, tougher laws to combat this clear failure by our legislatures and judicial branch to curb gun deaths.
>> Anonymous
>>382337
Rural gun owners sell their guns illegally all the time; its actually a real problem to prosecute these people because state laws are different everywhere, what is illegal in New York is legal in Maine or New hampshire. I can barely go a week without hearing about some guy getting busted driving weapons accross state lines to the inner city.
>> Anonymous
>>382342
>Maybe we should reduce the number of cars on the road, not only for safety reasons but also for energy reasons.

"Mommy, why are we selling the house? Why don't we have any money now?"

Inner city living becomes more popular, leading to higher crime rates and more expensive living.

Yeah, no. If anyone actually thinks such a retarded idea is worthwhile after giving it two minutes of thought, they should dispose of themselves.
>> Anonymous
>>382347
Like I said, there are arguments to be made for both sides. No issue is ever clear-cut and simple for the average person to make a decision on; which is why the attitude of gun-rights supporters is so frustrating. They act as though without their 6 unregistered handguns that they would be immediately victimized by the government or black people; then turn to the parent of a kid killed in a school shooting and proclaim they need to get out if they don't love America. There is so much middle ground out there for both sides and yet its considered blasphemy in the gun-rights crowd to even consider supporting tougher federal handgun legislation or something as logical as trigger locks. At the end of the day you'll never realize you are being fed line after line of bullshit by the gun manufacturers who care about nothing else other than their bottom line.

You're a fucking moron if you think banning guns is a good idea. The greatest form of freedom is having the option to own a weapon to protect yourself.

Want to solve violence problems? Take care of the fucking cause, not the symptom. That is to say, do something about drugs and poverty, but don't take away my rights because some other asshole doesn't have a stable mind because his mother was constantly smoking crack.
