Hand Veins Anonymous
I couldn't get what I want out of google so help me out guys. Every time I work out, the veins in my hands get so prominent. I didn't pay much attention to it at first but it's starting to frustrate me and hinder my training. I've tried wearing gloves but the veins still take a lot of the pressure.

I don't know what I want you to tell me, but any insight would be much appreciated. If it gets any worse I'm going to have to just do squatz 45 minutes a day and develop ronnie coleman legs with a tiny upper body.
