Hey /fit/.

I need to buy some more oats, and do some squats obviously. But I was wondering if you could help with my fail of a body right now.

I am roughly 160 lbs, 6'2". Some random online calculator crap said I have 15% body fat (although I don't know if I believe that).

Problem is, no matter how much I run, I still cant lose any weight off my "beer" belly. I can see improvements everywhere else, except there.

Where am I failing here :S

It's no so much that I am trying to spot reduce. I am doing everything else right, hence seeing improvements. But this is the only area that I'm failing in :(

Because your belly is the bulk of your fat, it'll take longer. Keep on with the cardio and you'll see it shift in a few weeks. Simple.
