ive got a problem /fit/ lately ive been backed up with work and havent been sleeping well or eating well and its affecting me, i havent had the energy to lift in 4 days now. im fixing my sleep cycle starting tomorrow but i need advice on snacks i can keep eating throughout the day to keep me going and give me energy to lift and support muscle growth. i need advice on what is easy to make and carry with me throughout the day, halp /fit/
