/fit/ I need your advice, masters of the body as you are. I'm planning to get my life in order on multiple fronts and my health is my first priority.
I've got my diet fixed up and my workouts in order in terms of muscle training, but cardio is my problem, when I was young and keeping fit was easy I ran a lot, it got the job done, plus I cycled everywhere, the problem is two years ago (22 now) I fucked my tibeal plateau and my left PCL, and now I can't take any high impact on my leg, so running and even jogging is out of the question for decent cardio as after 5 minutes the pain hits, and some weight bearing at acute angles is a pain in the ass, and likewise any high resistance cycling is out, and living on a hill makes that a pain in the ass, so how does I cardio /fit/, I need something to do 4 days a week when I'm not doing mad crunches and taking engines out of cars with my bare fists etc. Pic vaguely related, it is was /fit/ actually believes.

I have, but I'm currently working and curious without time for research, and /fit/ has come to my aid, I'm generally quite uneducated on health and what not, so some decent advice is appreciated.
And my knee got fucked in a traffic accident, completely someone elses fault, I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time and lucky to be alive as it happens.
