here to prove that dude wrong there are dentists ( in training) here. What you have is called gum recession, the gum tissue receeds from a combo of gingivitis and not brushing. it exposes the dentin, which is usually covered by gum tissue and is extremely sensitive. One possible solution is to get an over the counter flouride rinse like ACT but make sure its only flouride and rinse with that once a day, basically it will help with the sensitivity. The other option which I reccomend would be to go to a dentist. Those spots can be filled and if you never brush you should get a checkup so you dont lose all your teeth you homo.
