hi, /fit/

for several reasons, I don't think I'll be able to do HIIT this morning (usually 8-10 minutes)

Will I be able to make up for it by taking a ~45 minute walk on my lunch break?

wake up 8-10minutes earlier and do it anyway you gigantic vagina

it has to do with a physical problem, not lack of time

No.
You apparently don't know shit about HIIT, or you wouldn't be asking.

HIIT is by nature very different from a 45min walk.

HIIT is all about small periods of intense cardio. A 45min walk, I presume would be at a normal and consistent pace would be for building endurance, which isn't the goal of HIIT.

If you really have a physical issue stopping you then surely it'd last for more than one day? Just tough it out, you gigantic vagina.

correct; I don't know how it works, but I've been doing it for a few weeks now

it has lasted for multiple days; there's something wrong with my stomach that made me miss work yesterday (I'm forcing myself to go in today) and if I run at all, I'll probably throw up the little food I've managed to consume in the last twelve hours

OP manned up and managed (a disappointing) six minutes

Stomach is unhappy with me, but I'll live
