shit posture. you have tight hip flexors.
train your glutes more and your pelvic tilt will fix.
do NOT eat a calorie restricted diet. if anything you could stand to gain a few lbs of lean muscle. this will accentuate your frame and make you curvier ( =/= fat)
ie more meat on the ass and hamstrings makes your waist look smaller. more upper back strength fixes shoulder protraction, makes you taller, more of a sexy curve in the back, "belly fat" goes away, tits look bigger etc.
this is all a posture issue 100%
squat, deadlift, lunge, rows and facepulls are in order
