Run 10 minutes and walk 20 on a treadmill and increase run time gradually, this helps like hell. Most of all, VARY your excersizes. One day go for pure cardio endurance (low speed, but LONG time spent walking/jogging), the next lift some weights and go for pure speed. (Also, lift first. It's easier that way)
