You should be fine, calories and good foods are more important than nitpicking stuff unless you're a really serious professional or something. Whole wheat is generally good for you.
Consider buying some sugar free jelly, I eat PB&Js regularly also. I think they make it for diabetics or something but you should be able to find it in normal stores. 20% of the calories, zero sugar, and honestly I can't tell the difference in taste myself.
