Do HIIT burpees & HIIT jumprope every other day.
Do squats, bicycle kicks, & pushups 3 times a week.
Substitute everything you drink for water, substitute ALL of your processed sugar with brown sugar, ALL of your complex carbs with whole grain & substitute one meal a day with a salad consisting of romaine lettuce, baby spinach, swiss chard, & carrots (four of the most nutrient intensive vegetables around).
Stick to this & you will be look substantially different in by Christmas time. Like, literally a completely different person body wise.
