1. this is has got to be the 2nd dumbest question (after i'm fat, how do i lose weight), but people still insist on asking it.
the answer is: look in a fucking mirror. does the image in the mirror match what you want for a goal? if not keep working out. if it does match, keep going to the gym, keep using weights but switch to a maintenance plan.
if you don't understand what a maintenance plan is, you haven't been going to the gym long enough to be close to your goal yet, so don't worry about it. keep going to the gym. you'll figure it out someday.
2. fat is "first on, last off". women gain fat first in the thighs, ass and gut. this is the second clue that you are nowhere near your goal yet. keep going to the gym.
