quick question... are there any particularly good exercises for uh.... improving sexual performance? I'm in relatively decent shape (bike every day, weights a few times a week), but I can't do shit in bed. if I have to do the work, I can thrust for a minute or so before I get tired and I just want to say fuck it and quit.

so, tips?

Have sex more often, and keep thrusting for as long as you can (even if it has become painful and you are not having fun anymore). Like any other muscles in the body, the parts you use for fucking will gradually get stronger.

You will need a cooperative girl for this though. I guess you have a girlfriend?

crunches, twists and stuff that improves your lower back. these are teh areas you will be using when thrusting.

also, lots more cardio to build stamina.

dude do squats and deadlifts they are the shit for making ur body stronger especially your hips and abs which are what you prolly need to work on. try doing sets of 10 reps should help you out. Also running sprints, which I know everyone loves can help alot with stamina
