Sup /fit/, I decided to get back on the exercise horse after a few months of not doing it (school stuff) I started doing couch to 5k, but when i did the run I got a terrible abdominal area cramp, like, the worst cramp ive ever had in my life. This strikes me as odd, since i did a LOT of running last saturday (tag played over the entirety of hollywood). So, why did i cramp so badly? would my body still need time to recover from last week or something?
