To answer OP's question: you would get scurvy (no vitamin C) and eventually vitamin B deficiency.
To get the B vitamins found normally in meat, you need to eat beans/legumes AND grains in combination. so peanut butter + oats, pb + toast, beans + toast, beans + rice, etc. this is how vegetarians are supposed to eat, but usually don't.
B12 is only found in meat and dairy and yeast. Peanut butter contains no B12. Enjoy your malnutrition.
