you could try NaturallySpeaking, but the learning curve is kind of high if you're on tight time constraints.
you could try contrast baths for just your hands/arms/whatever bothers you. Hot. Cold. Hot. Cold. Etc. fill a sink with water, immerse. drain alternate. Do for 15 minutes. 30 seconds one kind two minutes the other kind, some shit like that. Read up on it. You might get sick of it after many years like I did, and start doing shift actually improve the area.
MAYBE a quick 10-15 minute free weight lifting escapade might give you some kind of weird improvement in strength, but really for me this is conditioning over many sessions for that to improve my CTS shit.
