Can't lose the last 10 lbs of fat Anonymous
So I went from like 250 to 185, I'm almost at the point where I have a 6-pack, but for like a year now. Goddammit, if I could just lose those last 10 lbs of fat I would be at my idea weight. Any suggestions?

It doesn't help that I'm 36 years old and don't have the metabolism of a 20 year old anymore, but I workout 6 days a week.

Try dropping the amount of carbs you eat and bump up the cardio intensity.

as obvious as it is, it really comes down to eat better and exercise more or at least harder

if you really cant lose it, set up a strict eating plan to follow and just push yourself more than you are right now

Lots of ways to break plateaus, try raising your calorie intake for a few days (1-3) then lower it, do this cycle see how it goes... also, try split cardio, do 30 mins in the monring, 30 at night... try to get in some fasted cardio (do it before you eat)... are you eating 5-6 small meals a day? Up the intensity/duration of your cardio, try new forms of cardio... Literally there are a million ways to break your plateau.
