Im male and am 5'7 and 120lbs, i need to gain weight. Apart from junk food, what should i eat to gain weight?

To gain a lot of weight eat a half of a protein bar every few hours and do a lot of lifting, as well as eating your normal amount.
if your maintaining that weight currently, find out how many calories~ your eating in a day-> start eating more than that, the more calories the more weight. As usual eat carbs+protein/no saturated fats veggies etc
