Workout routine.

Equipment, 20kg adjustable dumbbells, will get a few more plates in a few weeks (All I've got, poor student, lol.)

4*8 Shoulder press
4*10 Lateral raises
4*8 DB fly
4*12 Bent over row
4*10 Chin ups / Pullups alternating per set
5*25 V-ups
5*25 Oblique V-ups
4*5 L- pull ups / chin ups alternating per set.
4*10 Dips
3*20 one-leg straight-leg deadlift
4*25 DB squats or 4*5 pistol squats, depending on mood.

do 15 minutes of jump rope first
this will warm up the muscles
then stretch (never stretch on cold muscles)
then lift
then stretch again
