my brother is doing the New York Triathalon next July. To not feel like a complete failure I have to something similar by that time as well.

So I need your help /fit/ what should be training regimen and diet. I'm 215 and 6ft. i want to be down to 175-180 by next july. I did cardio and free weights yesterday.
