>>57791 Oh, I don't think I read your post correctly. But, I've been trying to lose weight since late January, and have successfully gone from 196 to now, 159-160. I did, however, eat too little. So now, my nutritionist says I must increase my intake, so we're slowly going up at a pace where I can be comfortable. I still need to lose about 25 lb, though... And because my metabolism has slowed down, it has trouble burning the new calories I'm eating. I also work my ass off during my hour long cardio I've been doing for some time, so seeing no progress has been discouraging.
