Hey /fit/,

I'm 5'7 and weigh about 130 lbs. I wanna get myself toned up and get some bigger arms and probably a worked out chest... what do you guys recommend me doing? I have two 10lb dumbbells at my disposal.

10 pounds are too light for CURLZ brah.
Do push ups till you can easily knock off 20 reps.

Then get a backpack
Put the two 10lb dumbells in it.
Wear backpack.
Start working till you can do 20 push ups with the backpack on.

Add books and extra weight into the backpack.

eventually get to 1 handed push ups.
Then you will be "TONED".

how many pushups in a rep do you suggest?

and wouldn't the backpack thing like somehow cause back pain?

I didn't mean TONED like one of those really buff steroid using guys but just got the cuts or something.
