hey /fit/ does working out make you become fatter? Or does muscle grow underneath your fat, making you look fatter?Kinda a stupid question but today i was in Uni and a (ugly) female acquaintance of mine, who I see weeks at a time, said that I've gotten fatter.Now I know Im above average (3-4 points above acceptable bmi I think) but I've joined the boxing club in my Uni and been doing it for about a month now. I "train" twice a week and usually I get DOMS afterwards. So I like to think that I've been getting stronger/shredding fat.I've been looking at myself in the mirror, telling myself that my arms have definately gotten ore of a definition but maybe this is me trying to lie to myself.
