If it's normal I'm all for manning through it but I'm concerned I might be doinitwrong which could injure me permanently or some shit.is a sore spine painful for first time squatters?
I had some major soreness in my traps when I first squatted, now it's mostly in the thighs, hammies and glutes I get sore, although the traps tend to get sore, as they are nowalso I could barely sit down after doinitrite
You're resting the bar in the wrong spot. Tighten your shoulders and rest the bar on the back of your shoulders, sitting on top of the shoulder blades.Doing it the way your are is terrible for your upper vertebrae.
