Let me guess what your diet is mostly...Meat and starch? If I'm right then listen to me.
If you want to see an immediate change in your fecal matter then what you need to do is eat only fruits, vegetables and nuts for 2-3 days. Your poop will be mushy and come out easily. When I did this my shit started to smell like baby shit. You know you're healthy when your shit smells like baby shit.
So yeah oranges, apples, bananas, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pears, peaches, mangos, broccoli, celery, leafy green stuff and whatever else you can find. Remember that potatoes are not vegetables, they're a starch.
Just try it for a few days and see what happens. If you like it then continue with it. Oh and a tip on eating walnuts: After a while you may get a wierd feeling in your mouth. You can remedy this by slicing up bananas and apples and eating them together kind of like cereal.
