Has anyone tried this stuff? Just picked it up a couple of days ago for freaking THIRTEEN DOLLARS. Best fucking deal ever compared to the $50 it costs at GNC to buy a tub of anything. It's got 28 servings at 26 grams of protein a piece, I usually take two post workout. It's got a tiny amount of creatine which some of you fags I know will make you not want to take it. A little research into creatine goes a long way, its nothing bad. I know it can cause water weight in come people but i'm still ripped as fuck, so i guess it only applies to some people. Oh, and I used to take about 5 grams of creatine a day for at least 6 months and didnt gain any water weight. I dont think the amount of creatine in the body fortress powder even approaches this.

Whey protein powders are great, as long as they're nearly exclusively whey protein, otherwise it's just food replacements and serve a vastly different purpose.

As for the creatine, you don't (seriously) want to be on that stuff for extended periods of time. Go one jar of that stuff, then a jar without creatine. And remember to drink alot of water.

I saw this shit and I almost bought until I saw (yes) the creatine in the ingrediants.

You're worried about water weight? No. Creatine's biggest issue is that it dehydrates you faster during cardio. Creatine is made for lifters and lifters only, it isn't meant for the usage of a consummate athlete that participates in everything.

I mix the chocolate flavor with some unsweetened coco powder in a small blender, tastes great.

If you have trouble getting your daily amount of protein because of work/school/whatever, I think it's a good idea to use protein powder, but it's not some miracle shit like some people think.
