hey /fit/, so i've been a good boy, eating right (protein, no trans fats, complex carbs, and more protein) been doing over 9000 squats and other assorted nasty exercises for some months now, and I'm much stronger, feeling better, lost weight and have visibly gotten bigger and more vascular.

now its beach time with family. away from gym. Thats ok- could use a break, and i'm planning on starting loads of beachrunning to shed some excess stomach fat, but I was wondering if you guys had any recommendations on any usefull exercises that could be done anywhere (the equipment i will have access to will probs be a bar, the floor and my bodyweight...) to maintain/improve muscle strength and definition.

Holy shit, MY OWN CLONE.

I'm in the same predicament, been working out and have gotten visibly bigger and a lot stronger as well, and I'm going home (Hawaii) for 2 1/2 weeks, where I'll have literally no access to weights of any sort.

Bump for halp.

OP here, when doing bodyweight exercises do you treat it like weighted exercises; i.e. say three/four sets of an exercise (eg burpees) repeated to faliure, or do you have to do it in a different way?

It all depends just how far along you are...

But you can do all sorts of exercises...

Pushups, bicycle crunches, inverted crunches, pull ups, chin ups.

Find something heavy, a large rock or a log, and do farmers walks... squat it...

Look into variations of stuff...
If pressups are too easy, do them with your feet up higher than your arms (i.e. feet up on stairs or a table). Or even look at doing inverted pressups. Just look into bodyweight exercises and find what you like really... also don't worry about it too much... it is a holiday...
