Alright, I'm down to 105lbs... but I still have very boxy hips with love handles.

What can I do to get rid of love handles?

Don't you EVER use SKWQUATZS in the same sentence as "tone", ever again unless it's something along the lines of, "You faggot, you can't tone, do SQUATZS!"

So... squats won't help?

In fact, "tone" should exclusively be used to describe muscle tonus, the natural tension of the muscle.

Getting rid of love handles: Lose fat. No other way. Cardio helps, jog, swim, run.

spot reduction, no, etc etc.

Just do what you'd normally do to continue lowering your body fat %.

No. Lose fat, do more squats. You can't ever do enough squats. Right when you think you have, you should do more just to be sure.

Really, though, lose fat or they're always going to be there.

A) How tall are you? Being 105 is pretty low for a girl unless you're like under 5'2". You don't wanna lose more weight and then up being grossly thin...you want to do cardio and weight training to change your composition so that you stay around 105 pounds, but lose fat and gain muscle.

B) Like others have said, you can only remove the love handles by losing fat overall. Fat loss is like draining the water from a pool...you notice the water being removed from the shallow end first, and when the shallow end is pretty much empty, there's still a lot of water waiting in the deep end (deep end meaning your thighs and midsection).

Just keep in mind that you can be "fat" at any weight. You can be 105 and 25% body fat, it'll all look proportionate at that weight, but you'll have an overall soft appearance and visible things like love handles.

Also, why is a girl complaining of big hips? That's pretty natural for a body full of estrogen. Most guys prefer this to a backside made of bones.

105? unless you are short that sounds pretty low, you should do more weight training and continue cardio.
