Is it safe to do them with a 1,70m bar? To place my shoulders to the middle of the bar I have to go down further than with a longer bar. And I noticed I have to bend my lower spine sidewards quite a bit.Any thoughts?
that lift looks pretty complicated, useless, and major injury prone. stick to the basics my friend

I like it, but I think I'll continue with my zercher grip deadlift and squat until I get my rack.
