What sort of lower ab exercises can I do to get that sexy triangle.

Leg raises?
I dont really need s six pack, just that triangle.

You can obviously spot train (that's why benching doesn't make your legs ripped). You cannot spot reduce.

I know it sounds clichéd but when I started doing squats I gained some muscle that showed off this triangle. I don't have the 6pack but I do have a triangle now..

Thats simple OP..just hang your legs off the edge of a bench with your hands gripping the end of the bench under your ass and raise your legs strait to the ceinling and then lower them slightly below a vertical line with your body ...do them slowly and repeat you will see results practically the day you start.
