We look about the same size, and I say yes. I'd suggest bicep curls (whatever you max is, 3 sets of 8), some rows (whatever your max is, 3 sets of 6), and dumb bell presses (also whatever your max is, 3 sets of 6)

Just remember form is everything. You can do 10 sets wrong and it wont do as much good as 3 sets done correctly. If you honestly cant bring yourself to lift a certain weight properly, lower the weight. It doesnt matter how much you lifted at the gym if you look good when you leave.

1. How much do you weigh? Based on that take 1-1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.

2. Carbs. It all depends on your metabolism, you could take in anywhere up to 5-700 based on that.

3. Sleep. 8-10 hours a night if possible.

4. If a gym or weights are not available, look up body weight exercises. Pushups, couch dips, sit ups, squat benders, etc.

On another note though, don't be one of those idiots who only trains their upper body. Deadlifting and squatting will help you grow more across your entire body, more force is generated in your legs than your arms, it will make you run faster, and you won't look like one of those fucking retarded guys with jacked upper bodies and chicken legs.
