Just tried the one on the right. The leg that is down is supported. No work there.

On the extended leg, the quad works to hold the leg straight...I felt a little cramp in my flexor, also.

I'd rather just do regular SQUATZ. These seem like a waste of time, unless you're doing the one on the right to work on balance.

Strength is virtually meaningless, and doing these kinds of shitty 'workouts' doesn't make you stronger. Just makes you slower, weaker, and uglier.

Excess weight makes you slower. Speed translates directly into power and ability, so you're slower and weaker.
