Going to GNC tommorrow, what should I get? Anonymous
OK, here are my stats:

- 5'10"
- 217 lbs
- 19 years old in July

Been going to the gym & building up muscles more often than try to lose fat, since most people say that more muscle = more energy/fat used up, then do cardio or aerobics to get lean.

So anyway, I'm looking to get some protein bars & shakes to do the trick + supplements to take, anything that you people find that works the best.

take like at least 10 day. thats a good supplement to start with.
