5) Tinctures: Also know as 'herbals' most are caf. free, woo! They are not real teas, since theres no tea in them at all. Roobois is a popular standard, as well as mints, chamomile, rose hip, ect.
Yeah, there are other tea types (Oolongs, Pu-eh, ect) but if you have those lying around, you prolly know what to do with them. Also, teabags suck. The stuff in those is the lowest possible junk they can pawn off on you. Its like a power bodybuilder using whey powder thats 95% sawdust and complaining that it taste horrible, and isn't helping him anymore than not taking it. Good tea is cheap (decent stuff for about a penny or two a cup, not counting rebrews) and is worth the miniscule cost.
As a final note, if you plan on drinking a lot of tea, the lighter the tea the better (whites/herbals best, blacks worst) and be aware that drinking tea can strip your body of iron, though this should only be a problem if your drinking tons of it, or normally have low iron. Rule of thumb: if you suddenly feel the urge to eat something to 'balance' out your stomache, you prolly drank too much in too short a time.
