Ok, /fit/, I need to drop at least 5 pounds before next week. I don't know if that is possible, I have limited resources. I eat healthy, exercise some, but I have no muscle. I have a very small pudge but it is noticeable since I will be going to a beach.

How do I get rid of this pudge before next week? There are no free gyms near by, all I have are two dumb-bells, a 5lb and 8lb. I have a trampoline out in my backyard but I don't know how long I should be on it to "see" results.

If you want to lose 5lbs in a week, that's easy. If you want to lower your bodyfat a noticeable amount before next week, you're fucked.

Shiiiiiiiit, chances are you could lose 10 pounds in a week.
But the pudge, especially in the abdominal area takes a long time to lose and is the last place to lose it.
