Hello /fit/, tall skinny guy needs advice how to gain weight and some muscles.

I'm 6'5 with 165lb, weak and out of shape. I can barely do pushups... So what exercises and food can I do and eat at HOME (no weights and no fancy protein shakes) to get myself in shape?

Seriously, do it now, your life will be so much better. I was 165lbs, 6'4'' Three months after I'm still skinny (185lbs) but I'm actually a big strong guy who no one wants to fuck with.

If you dont want to take protein then it doesnt sound like you want to put that much effort into it. 6 Meals a Day. Start with a Protein shake when you wake up. your body is starving after that fast you woke up from. (6-9 hours of no food) eggs in the morning pre lunch snack (tuna maybe just another shake) Lunch 2 whole chicken breasts 1 potato or other form of carbs. Pre dinner meal (whatever) and dinner steak, veggies followed by shake.

As for exercise. destroy yourself at home if your to lazy to go to gym. 100 pushups (unlimited time) Sit ups squats . Or just go to a gym.

Don't listen to this guy.

Eat as often as possible, drink as much milk as you can. Avoid anything with fast carbs. Eat a lot of stuff that has much protein.

It's not rocket science when you are at that level. Just eat as much as you can stuff down your throat while doing a heavy lift program.

If you can hardly do any pushups... Do pushups! Do the basics till it's easy, only then should you go to the gym.

And as for proteinshakes etc... Don't worry, your body will tell you have you feel. When you need more protein, your body will crave for it, and you will eat more naturally.

The whole point of bodybuilding is to cheat the body to get bigger.

It may work ffor a while when you are really skinny but after that you need some trickery ( eat "too much" etc.)
