sup /fit/. I'm already in ok shape, but this year i've signed up for swimming and weight training at my school. How effective would this combination be in gaining muscle, while i stuff my face with all the lean protein and carbs I can get? I would do weight training every morning for an hour, and 3 hours of swimming 3 days a week.
The swimming will make you really lean.
You'll get as much out of it as you put into it.
Dont pee in the pool.
After doing our preseason lifting program for the entire summer and most of the fall; I swam all winter to lean out. I still lifted 3 days a week but spent most of my time working out in the pool or rock wall. Great way to get lean.
