post ITT if you do 5-6 days of cardio

I'm considering mixing stronglifts 5x5 with cardio every day with a obvious day off on rest day and possible 2nd day off of no cardio per week, but other than that plenty of cardio

I know it is recommended to only do 3 days of cardio, along with strength training just after but I'd like to know how many people do this much and if its just going to set me up for overtraining very fast

You won't love it when you get a serios injury that puts you out of action for nearly a month. I did around 45 minutes cardio every day for about 4-5 months and my knee's are destroyed. Would only recommend 5 days max to give your body time to repair.
