The best choice for you is to learn to accept your penis as it is, and learn to be as pleasurable as possible.

It REALLY works, if you're committed to it. I joined a while back and have already gained half an inch in length (sorry, I didn't take pics of my starting size, so I can't offer any proof...but, there's plenty of member pics on the website that show the gains that other people have made). Half an inch oesn't sound like much, but it really made a difference in my confidence level. I'm going to keep at it, and try to gain another half an inch or maybe a whole inch. Then I'll work on my girth a little, and then probably quit. I don't need a monster dick, I just want to be a respectable average.
FYI, the advanced exercises are the only ones that really work that well (at least for me). The newbie stuff--jelqs and stretches, etc.--isn't really that great, but it's important to do them for a while to toughen up your cawk for later, more advanced exercises.
You may not be able to actually join the forum (they turn off registration sometimes) but you could still access the newbie area, which is really all you need for now.
Anyway, like I said, it's best for you to simply learn to accept yourself. But, if you try that and it just doesn't work, I would give this place a shot. It worked for me and loads of other guys. You could almost certainly attain an average length and girth if you really committed yourself.
