Hey /fit/. OP here. Thanks for all the tips and suggestions. According to the Harris Benedict Equation, I should be 3700 calories in order to maintain my weight, or to lose 2 lbs a week, be eating 2700 calories a day (I multiplied by the 4th option - very active). However, I have been pretty strict with my caloric intake, fluctuating between 1500-2000 calories as I posted earlier, yet I am only losing about 1-2lbs a week. What's going on here?
