hey /fit/im 122kgthis is my workout is it ok? all i have is a 12.5kg dummbell17-20 push ups with backpack40 crunches25-30 squats with backpack30-35 twist curls30-40 half curls20 curlsthe i do the excercise where i have one knee on a chair i bend over and make a 90 degree angle with my arm holding waits and i move my forearm upwards (dont know what they are called)how long will it take to get me tooo 110kg if i keep doing these and oh btw if i get stronger ill keep increasing reps as i go i usually do them till i cant do any moretl;dr read it
and i do these every day except for saturday
you wanna lose weight, why not just run or do some cardio?

Don't do push-ups with additional weight if your doing it every day.How long will it take you to go to 110kg? Depends on your diet.Good luck.
umm ive got a shit diet i eat like.....3 meals a day anything for breakfastsubway for lunch anda normal dinner meat veges and potatos
