Alright /fit/, I just finished a great back workout, and can barely type this.

Discuss your favourite back workouts and some tips for doing that workout. BTW it has to be something other than deadliftz!

Mine is front lat pull down and chin ups.

weighted hyperextensions with an 85lb dumbell.

t bar rows
reverse flies
wide grip pullups
chin ups using a thick rope/towerl
reverse pushup

i do 5 or 6 reps and at most 7 or 8. compound exercises for the win. dont go to failure, stop 2-3 reps before failure.
