Gentlemen im sorry to importunate you but i trust you to help me on this one.

I believed that my bar placement on the Low-bar Squat is correct. I've been squatting for 3 weeks. I'm at 95 pounds now.

I get that really heavy feeling where i rest the bar, and i'm making effort faces even before i start squatting down. Does anyone else feel the bar on their rear deltoids?

Also, what do you think of these foams rollers people put on when they do squat? it looks dangerous.

A towel is better as it doesn't turn the bar into a fucking wheel going downhill.

As for feeling it, how much weight and how long have you been squatting for? Are you squeezing your blades as tight as humanly fucking possible?
>> Anonymous
Yeah I get the same, try resting the bar on your front instead.

I have a tight hand spacing so i think i'm pretty tight, but i could squeeze more if it helps?

Front squat? Isn't that a bodybuilding exercise? For targeting quads.

95 pounds feels heavy? either you're a pussy or your doing something wrong
post a pic of you holding the bar (or a vid of you squating)

front squats are more uncomfortable imo

Firstly, make sure you're squatting without a pad on the bar, those are for fags.

Now if the bar feels uncomfortable without a pad on, you're doing it wrong. The bar should be cushioned by the muscles of your upper back and shoulders.

I'm also this weak, but that's why I'm lifting, to gain strength, which I am.
