I have been on Stronglifts for 2 weeks, but I feel like I could be doing more. On top of this, I have a lot of fucking free time where I am doing nothing so I'd like to add to my workout. Would you recommend adding workouts to each day, or adding more days to my week, or just going out and running for a few miles.

Keep in mind, this is not a "I WANNA GET TOANED QUICK LOL" thread, I just need more exercising to fill my time.

pic unrelated.

don't overtrain, the time you spend resting is as important as the time you spend training

So even adding lifts to one of my days is a bad idea?

I alternate days and if I don't I find myself all weak on the days I should be resting.

Yes. If you feel like you should be doing more, try increasing your weights quicker.

Getting strong is as much about diet as it is about working out. Concentrate on diet on your off days, preparing meals etc. Also, once you start lifting heavy you will need the rest on the off days.

do something else on your "off days". work on your flexibility, do yoga, play a sport or something like that.

add jogging to your routine. cardio is great for your general health, helps burn teh fat, and can improve your mood.
