What's better for burning calories, an elliptical or a stationary bike?

If I could only choose one, which should I buy?

Running outside is not really an option for this time of year. A few times it got below -50C with windchill during the day, so I don't like going outside.

Anyways, are rowers good too?

eh, looking at the rowers i'm not so sure I want to risk a back injury since I've had dislocated vertebrae before.

hey dickfart, you can change the resistance on an elliptical trainer and in some models you can adjust the ramp.

I did a ramping routine with power setting @ 15 of a machine max of 20. According to the machine I burned 600 calories.

Elliptical, because needing to add resistance to your cardio means you're a fucking weak faggot.

Keep your resistance training and your cardio separate.
