Hello /fit/ I am looking to change up my workout. I currently just do a little bit to stay healthy (a few push-ups, crunches, and the occasional saxon side bend) but my new goal is to put as much strength and endurance into as small a size as possible (I am not looking for a lot of definition or bulk). Does anyone know how I would go about this?

And 0 endurance, that's not what he's asking for.

Op. Get a general workout plan do 3*15 reps.
Or do a body weight workout with 20+ reps per set.

What kind of exercises would best achieve this?

Weighed squats / Weighed jumping squats.
Weighed pistols
Declined push ups with weights.
Pull ups or weighed pull ups.

Any fucking exercise that effects several muscle groups really. Just do them for more then 15 reps.

How is this really that different from a normal workout?

Different amount of repetitions, muscles get "built" in different ways.

Few repetitions, mostly type IIa and type IIb muscles are recruited, when doing a lot of repetitions type I muscles are recruited.

Of course there are specific program regimes, but for people who are starting out, a basic routine works.

So ... 25 reps with slightly lighter weights or work my way up to 25 reps with weights that I would use to do 15?
