TERROR STRIKES IN NORWAY!

I've always been a skinny guy, never eaten healthy, just figured it was because I played soccer. Now, around three years later I see that I'm getting a bit of a belly. Also got some love handles, but kind of always had that. I drink too much coke. So seeing as I don't want to become a fat fuck (I hate them) I need some help /fit/.

Any pointers to where I can learn how to exercise my stomach, chest and love handles? Also, any healthy options to Coke would be good (not orange juice or milk, or water). What can I eat during the day? I usually just grab a Cheeseburger

Had same shit happen to me. Work out regularly, eat shit all day long, then suddenly I realize i'm getting a beely, been eating healthy now for a month and most of it's gone, but still a tad bit left to go.
