Here's the skinny /fit/

I'm past my bulking fase and want to get cut but the thing is, I work 11 hour shifts. What lowfat combination of stuff can I blend with my Whey to take during the day?

And is there a possibility of hiit shrinking my muscles?

I also forgot that this will have to be a meal replacement because I don't have time to eat. With a shake, just unscew the lid, take a few chugs and voila.

Try casein instead of whey. Or egg protein. Slower absorbing, better fit for your lifestyle. Oatmeal for your carb needs is also ideal.

HIIT will shrink your muscle less then steady state cardio will--hell, if you get enough protein and carbs for it, might even gain muscle on your legs.
