alright /fit/, new guy here

I used to be in pretty good shape until the end of the school year and my gym partners went back home to visit their families. I had kept a steady eye on my diet and my exercise routine up until then and had not lost a single pound but had dropped 4 sizes on my pants and one in my shirts.

Since the end of the school year I have been eating far too much shit and have not had the motivation to workout. I need to desperately turn over a new leaf before I head out for basic in the Air Force in a few months but I have no idea how I plan to go about this.

Whats your motivation /fit/.

Pic related, its me at my prime in the middle. I may have been small (6'0 190 lbs) but I was benching north of 300 and could run a 6 minute mile all while nursing two herniated and one ruptured discs in my lower back.
