Request for /fit/
I am hopelessly fat, male. Well, I am about 20kg overweight. I was once 905+kg but thanks to dedication I managed to get to 60kg (mainly through starvation). Now I have relapsed and eat fatty foods, eat to calm myself, to comfort myself, etc., am about 70 to 75kg. Please help me to lose weight to about 60kg. This is my ideal weight, I think, or at least I want to keep going until I am not fat then I would like to become slightly fit (not ridiculously so).
I find my moods and feelings are most affected by music, so please say whether listening to music I enjoy, or happy/sad music helps with staying dedicated. Also please help me formulate a diet plan that won't have me dying, but will sufficiently feed me whilst I lose plenty of weight, quickly.

Unless they have a fat fetish, this "girl of your dreams" probably wouldn't touch someone like you w/ a 10 ft pole.

Anyway, what kind of advice do you need that hasn't been posted here already, OP?

Drink Water and Tea
If you need milk, make it Skim
No fast food or bullshit candy
5-6 small meals a day
Keep a journal of what you eat/how you exercise
If you're not good at exercise, start walking 30 min a day work your way up 5 min every week until you're walking 60 min/day. Then do the same thing for jogging. Once you've got the jogging down, try light weight liftng and maybe HIIT.

How tall are you? Make sure you're not one of those anorexic scrubs.
If you're 1m 85 you're fine, 1m 80: you're fine but make sure you don't gain anymore;
1m 75: lose a bit but not too much;
1m 70 or less: start losing weight.
