Alright, /fit/. I'm gonna be home a lot this summer and I thought I'd try and get rid of my big fat ass/thighs. I don't have any gym that I could go to so I was just wondering what I could do around the house. I've been doing squatz for the last few weeks. I do about 400 or so every day. My ass and thighs are still fat, but my muscles are getting to be tight like a tiger, so should I keep this up, or is there a better method?

if you're doing 400 squats you're doing it wrong. go as low as you can then squeeze your thigh muscles. You should feel the burn after about five. Try holding weights too. last point, to get rid of fat you need cardio. not lifting.
read the faq on getting rid of fat from x area.

seconded. if you're doing 400 squats there's no way you're doing it right. Esp. if you've only been at it for a few weeks. My sister does the same thing. does like 100 sit ups. then i sit with her and show her how to properly do em, she can barely get through 20.
