I'm going to try to motivate by example here over the next few months

I'll post a pic of me with my stats, food for the day, and exercise of the day, and you can follow along, critique me, or copy me if you think it's working

This is me on Feb 19, 2008
weight: 174.2lbs (79kg)
height: 5'8" (1.72m)

exercise for the day: jog 40 minutes with heart rate at zone 3 (my heart rate max is, at minimum, 207bpm, so zone 3 for me is about 145-165bpm) so I'll probably go 3 miles and burn 300-400cals

food for the day (thus far, and planned):
breakfast - cup of oatmeal, cup of chocolate soy milk, banana, Ensure protein shake (about 250cal and tons of protein)
