When I do crunches, my back hurts.I've tried all the guides online.Somehow, when I "crunch"my abs, it feels like I'm making some part of my back hard, as well.Is there something you think I could be doing wrong?Is there any way to avoid this by using some equipment?Or, is there a better way to work out the abs?Thanks...
