Don't get vitamins with minerals in them, the minerals break down the delicate vitamin structures during digestion. Also, uptake from pill vitamins is haphazard due to the fact that in foods these molecules are usually dissolved in oils or encased in other molecules that aid in their digestion. I'm not an expert, I just used to know some RDs. Listen to your cravings and your body will tell you what foods to eat to get all the vitamins you need.
