hey /fit/ ive been going to da gym for 8 months and so far ive seen results. i went from weighing 118 lbs to what i am now at 144. i bench 235 etc etc.. but what im asking you people is what is the best way to get obliques. i tried alot of exercises that claim they do but i have yet to unravel my obliques..

Inclined sit ups with a weight on your chest. Once you get to the top, twist your body to the left and then to the right. Return to upright position and go back to starting position.
