any you fags hear of burpies? I'm trying to get in better shape, but I don't want to buy weights or anything, so it's about jumping rope, push ups, whatever.

How well does this plan work compared to using equipment? Any exercise suggestions?

circuit training, if you can do more than 3 cycles you're good.

1. run in place, knees as high as possible, each knees gotta get up 10 times.
2. 5-10 clapping pushups
3. 10 burpees
4. 10 jumping jacks
5. repeat
6. enjoy your heart failure
