Hey /fit/, my first time here. I've been having a hard time shutting the mind off while trying to fall asleep. Once I'm asleep I'm good, even if I wake up in the middle of the night from something I can fall right back asleep. It's only happened during summer, so it probably has to do with my scheduling, because I can fall asleep fast during the school year. Any tips on how I can shut off the mind without changing my scheduling?

avoid artificial light, it disturbs your melatonin rythm.
Set up a sleeping ritual, for example, read for half an hour before trying to sleep at the same time every day.

How about use the computer for 4 hours before bed?

bad idea, the light your monitor emits will fuck with your brain. Avoid any form of artifical light, sleep when it's dark.

Yeah I knew it was gonna be about my sleep schedule, that's why I was asking for tips for sleeping without changing my schedule. I can't read or anything like that because all I read is ebooks, everything requires artificial light.
