Anyone use it? I love it. It's nice to see everything you have eaten vs how much you exercise everyday. Also its free.

God damn, well said. I can understand looking at your calorie intake if you are very overweight and just starting, but even then, estimations should be as far as you go. I'm not accusing anyone who does, but recording what you eat and getting the exact calories for it all are just symptoms of a developing eating disorder.

I remember a while ago that I noticed I had made less gains trying to be clean, eating some amount of food to make gains, and all that other broscience crap, then just doing what I did before by eating when I needed to and just exercising. I stopped the eating schedule, making a log of what I was going to eat, all that shit... And my gains went up back to what they were again.

Basically, your body is much more complicated then just numbers. Respond to it's needs, not others telling you are it's needs.

How can you force gains if you simply go by what your body is used to. If you eat shittons everyday, you're going to want to eat shittons, accomplishing nothing.

My appetite is very low and I have to force myself to eat to make gains. You have to go against the grain if you want to make any changes. People who claim they obey their body's needs are people who are already in shape and just got there by genetic fortune.

Not that this website is of any use. I estimate how many calories I need to intake, how many I burn, and eat accordingly. I don't write down numbers, but I do things with common sense.
