SWEATING Anonymous
I sweat like a goddamn fountain, the point is that I'm not fat and it only started recently, only my back & head though.
I only drink water (a lot because i sweat like 5 liters daily), I don't eat much (only a crispy mc bacon yesterday and a toast) I ask /fit/ because there should be more people into it than other boards am i right? anyways, as i said it stated recently (2/3 weeks), I'm pretty healthy, i don't feel weak or tired, i just sweat, i know its summer but it's not human to sweat while just browsing the interbutts. tips? anyone in the same situation? pic related, not me but i look just like the same.

"I don't eat much (only a crispy mc bacon yesterday and a toast)"

and
" I'm pretty healthy, "

= no.

if you don't eat your brain can't function, and you die.

Besides that, your body sweats to cool the skin because its becoming to hot, its a cool feature us humans have. anyway, it could be the cloths your wearing and the enivroment your in, even the color (ie Black) could be the cause.

Could even be humidity, could be alot of things.

Could be your hair?

Your body has a predetermined amount of sweat that it allocates towards cooling each day. It increases annually during your growing years, so if you're younger than 21 (when males stop growing) you may sweat even more. I recommend taking up long distance running to get all the body's sweat out at once. This is why professional athletes drink Gatorade, to compensate the body's fluids after they've used up their daily allocation. After approximately 18-30 hours, your sweat will slowly build up again, this is called "water retention", and explains why people can lose 5 to 10 lbs. very quickly (by drinking very little and maintaining high physical activity). Lastly, recent studies show that some ethnic groups have greater sweat allocations than others.
