Hi /fit/I weight 110 kilograms (242 pounds)I love swimming but it's been really long, and now i have manboobs, so i don't want to be stared by other people, i'm already in japan and i get stared a lot already for being a foreigner.Last time i lost weight my manboobs got a bit smaller too, so i guess if i lose weight they'll become smaller, i don't know if completely disapear, but at least not be so big :(anyways, i'm biking because it's something i love doing, i can bike 4 hours if the weather is nice, stopping once in a while to get some drinks, my average speed is like 15km/h (9.3m/h)in a really crappy 1 year old city bike. Only thing that makes me tired is going uphill sometimes, and when i really try going fast, but since i just started again, i'm taking things with calm.I wish to get to 80 kilograms (176 pounds) cause i looked good back then, but first my goal is to get to 100 kilograms (220)Actually there is no question, just commenting.My other option besides the bike would be sitting here in front of 4chan, so even if biking isn't that effective, it is much more than being here.

biking is very effective in burning energy.Less stress on the knees than running too.

Get a better saddle, you're probably using those old, wide granny saddles. Take your bike to a shop and have a good one fitted.
Biking is very good.Being able to bike for that long is pretty good also.
