So i was wondering,if i want to build up muscle mass,should i train with high reps and low weights or low reps and heavy weights?
and how much sets schould i do,2 or 3?

Are you serious? You really need to ask?

High weight, low reps. Do something like 4 sets of 8 reps or less reps more sets for even more muscle focus

1-5 Reps
Emphasis on muscle strengh, then size
6-10 Reps
Emphasis on size, then strengh and at the last point endurence.
11-15 Reps
Emphasis on endurence, then about the same for strengh and size.
16-30 Reps
Endurence and a bit of strengh, no size gain.
31-100 Reps
Endurence and Cardio, no strengh or size gains.

It depends on what lift you are doing
