I was doing HIIT before I got into stronglifts on Tuesdays and Thursdays, basically full on sprints for a bit more then 100 yards, then a very light jog for 100 yards, and I did that maybe 4-6 times depending on how much fuel I had in the tank.
But I can't do that shit anymore with stronglifts because I don't want to mess up my recuperation, and I couldn't do true HIIT anyways after serious stronglifting.
