I exercise daily, doing both weights (alternating between muscle groups everyday) and cardio.What does /fit/ reccomend for maximum fat burning and/or muscle growth? Weights or Cardio first? I usually do an hour or more of cardio first, then weights.
Weights first to burn carbs. Don't do that much cardio, do HIIT. That much cardio hinders muscle growth.
To build muscle, you have to eat alot.To burn fat, you have to cardio alot, which may also end up in muscle being burned for energy if you dont eat enough carbs.SO, bulk first, then do cardio.
