Question for you /fit/:
what are the best foods to eat if I want replace my my flab with muscle?
I've been eating a lot of fish which seems to be working but I fucking hate fish and I'm looking for somehting to replace it with.

* Low fat pork chops
* 90% fat free (and rinsed) beef, i.e. cook the beef and rinse the excess fat off
