hello /fit/, I have to admit I am new to this fitness thigs, so I came here for your advice... What do I need to do in order to increase the size of my biceps and back??? I mean size as in mass, because I already have them chiseled but they're not too big actuallypic unrelated
you could try this thing called "lifting weights." when you're done with that, try this other thing, it's called "lifting heavier weights"
Lots of whey protein, and heavy weights
bicep curls with big weights and low reps. and for your back do rows if you have access to machines.

Juct biceps and back? Pullups, deadlifts, bent-over rows, curls.
