Progress Friday #4 Laughing Man !EyknVYKAcc
Well, promised to continue the progress picture thingy so I can't back down now.

Progress: stopped to weigh myself because I noticed it's useless, learned to do an elbow lever, my handstand and my flexibility improved quite a bit.

Anyone else still on it from week 1?

2x a week lower body weight training
2x " " upper body weight training
1x practicing handstand and other skills + burpees

yoga every second day and randomly I throw in some time on an elliptical machine or some running if it's warm enough outside.

I am doing, not noticed any real difference in my pics or weight, but I have definately picked up some muscle.
It seems my weight changes each time I measure it. First week I went from 9stone 10 to 9 stone 13, next week I went from that to 9stone 9 (was ill)
Then the last two weeks I've been 10stone, 9 stone 11 and 9stone 13. WTF
And this is with measuring in the morning after going to the toilet.

Weigh yourself only once or twice a week.

I officially weigh myself on Sundays. Whatever the Scale says Sunday is my weight for that week. I will then, sometimes, check it on Thursday, to see if I'm making progress.

Weighing yourself every day doesn't show results well, as day to day changes are very small. So try just once a week.

On January 1st I was 255lbs. This past Sunday I was 237. I checked Thursday for my progress and it was 235. Hoping to hit 234 for Sunday.
