Alright /fit/, I need some tips on how I can do a good workout, that'll also be getting me a 6 pack at the same time. Tips for Biceps and Triceps are also accepted. I weigh 162 lbs, and i'm 5'11.

everyone here is stupid. anyone can get a six pack. most of us already have one. we just have a layer of fat covering it up. lift weights and get low body fat percentage. also eat right. abs are made in the kitchen.
