So, what are the best abdominal exercises?

Should I use weights and do fewer reps or should I just go on as usual untill I get tired as shit?

if u want swollen/larger ab muscles and potential injury, then use weights.

Depends on your situation - if you have weak abs, then do a lot of crunches.

If you have some muscle, but it's coaked by a bit of belly fat, then just go running and you'll soon tone up.
