Going into my second month of this shit. Obviously its not identicle every day. Sometimes it gets to 11:30 and i feel like An hero'ing rather than eating another tin of fuckign tuna.

Breakfast: Plain oatmeal mixed with delicious chocolate flavored whey protein mixed in a bowl of fat free milk

2nd breakfast (three hours later, too early to call it lunch): Two scrambled eggs between two slices of multigrain toast slathered in butter, Tobasco, spicy barbecue sauce, and sprinkled with peanuts. Also a glass of fat free milk.

Lunch: Packet of honey roasted peanuts, a hot dog, a powerbar, and a bottle of water.

Half a cup Cereal and a scoop of protein, 16oz nonfat milk, tortilla with chicken breast beans and a little cheese, turkey sandwhich on whole grain bread with lettuce slice of cheese and bbq sauce, bean burrito with a little cheese, and probably some cottage cheese before i go to sleep.
Did 30 mins HIIT at gym today followed by some abs and 10mins light riding on the bike.

Lunch- Steamed rice w/ a little soy sauce, small piece of grilled chicken.

Dinner- I've got some turkey defrosting, probably throw some lemon pepper on it, bake it have it with some pasta or more rice.

7am: Two weetabix with regular milk
10am: two eggs and toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel
1pm: breast of chicken with half tin of pinto beans and half tin of marrowfat peas
4pm: smoked salmon with two slices of brown wholegrain bread, and some butter
8pm: Another toasted cinnamon and raisin bagel mmm
10:30pm: might have a slice of toast, although I think this diet has a little too much bread in it. Otherwise this is what I eat 6 days a week, with some cheat meals/ snacks on a saturday.
Going to lose 30 pounds over the next 3 months woo.
