Hello, /fit/.I have another question for you, this time about pull-ups.I've never done pull-ups until relatively recently (a few months or so) when I found out the stairway to my attic is actually not so bad for the purpose. (It's the kind of stairway with planks that are only connected to the sides and not to each other, so you can stand underneath it and grab the edge of the topmost one.)I have a problem with this, however, that causes me never to do more than one pull-up in one go. From the point where I start pulling myself upwards and the point where I'm done lowering myself to the floor again, everything is fine, but the moment I let go of the stair, I feel a sharp pain in my lower arms. And it's not a pain I can identify or remember ever feeling anywhere else.My latest interpretation is that it might be some or other poorly developed muscle running down the length of the underarm that I never need for anything else, that I overexert by doing this.Tl;dr: pull-ups make my lower arms hurt in a weird way. Wtf?
Chances are you have the grip strength of a 12 year old girl.
I LOVE PULL-UPS AFTER 150 MY FUCKING ARMS ARE PUMPED WOOT
>>360145How do I improved grip strength? (Besides pull-ups.)I already have a pair of these, though admittedly I only use them once in a while. But still I don't think the muscles these things train are the weakest link.
