Hey /fit/, I seem to be getting a huge bowel problem I am unsure of. I started dieting a while ago, and noticed little change to my body. But my problem is when I work out. Every time I go out to run, I seem to have a huge urge to go to the bathroom. This has really been affecting my workout, and wouldn't be able to continue doing it, without getting some kind of stomach problem.

If you shit before you run and still have to shit during running, see a doctor.

Also, have you read up on HIIT?

It's called Runner's Trot I think. Don't eat to much beforehand and take a crap at least 30 minutes before you go running so your system is clear. Or just run by places where you know there is a bathroom.
