sup /fit/, got a problem here. Recently the past week or so my appetite has gone through the fucking roof, like I'll eat anything around. Luckily I've been eating clean for over half a year and dont have anything to go crazy on but holy shitthis has never happened to me before and i dunno whats making it happen, could it have anything to do with the fact that I changed my sleep schedule by like 5ish hours?that's the only thing that comes to mind, because for the past half a year I've been completely content with eating clean 98% of the time and having that 1 cheat meal a week, that's ittldr WAT HAPPEN
