i'm a skinny fuck (6', 120lbs), but all the body fat i do have is localized on my stomach. since i don't have much in the way of pecs this stands out somewhat.i don't care about having any definition to my stomach, nor strength, i just want to reduce some of the flab. how should I go about this? (my first step has been just general working out, running, and lifting weights to make the stomach->pecs ratio not so terrible).one problem: i simply cannot do situps/crunches. i'm not a huge pansy but for some reason situps are extroadinarily, nauseatingly painful after about 5. always been this way, even if i try the 'do 5 today, then 6, then 7' thing, it never gets any better.so if i need to work out my stomach in particular, is there anything i can do besides that? again, im not looking for any kind of definition or strength, just fat loss (or redistribution lol), so if i can just run it off i'll keep up with that.
You might be doing them wrong.
>>171530maybe, but ive tried them every way i've ever been shown or could think of and the result is the same. so for now, assuming situps are off the table, what else is there.
You cannot spot reduce fat. It is impossible. The only solution is a healthier diet and cardio. That's it.

That's not 'localized stomach fat', that's your lower intestine. Seriously, you can't gain muscle without a little bit of fat. Weightlift 3 times a week and eat moar. A lot moar.
if 5 situps hurt...ur in trouble...fuck this shit im outta here*jumps out window*
You're 6' and 120lbs and you have fat on you? What in the nine fucking hells.
And for the love of fucking god stop telling this guy to diet and do cardio at 6' and 120 lbs.
