hi /fit/

Well, heres my question:
I weigh 92.1 kgs right now, im about 1.80-1.81m in height.
I did some research and my goal weight is between 75-80 kgs, and I should be eating 1800 calories every day just to keep my body working.

Now, im eating 1500 calories everyday, and im doing 30 minutes of treadmill (displays says i burn an average of 700 calories in those 30 mins), 20 pushups and 20 situps ALL OF THIS, EVERY DAY.

Now, i wanna look like the dude in the pic, if Im doing this exercise, how long will it take me to get to my goal weight (75-80 kg), and once i get there, how long will it take me to get that body(i CAN go to the gym if needed)

hope somebody helps me, I shall reward with progress of my body every week.

Getting a body like that will include a lot of weightlifting aswell.

4 months should get you to 80 kg
3 if you are really disciplined with what you eat

the pushups / situps arent gonna do anything for you tho, rather install a pullup bar in your house. its much more effective for both developing strenght and muscle.

Just dont forget gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time is basicly not going to happen, so after you lost your fat your looking for another 6 months of intensive wieghtlifting to get like the guy in the pic..

12 months to drop weight
24 to drop to 10% with that type of definition

Do some light weight high rep lifting as well, nothing where you can't easily do 12+ reps per set.

ya maybe that body isnt necessary, after all, im a year away from graduating as a systems engineer, so maybe that body doesnt suit my lifestyle, and my priority iss getting to my goal weight and having some muscle

You can burn a decent amount of calories from lifting, and if you want muscle you should do SOME. I'd say pick up some light dumbells, doesn't sound like you're the type to want to hit the gym every day so dumbells could help.

If you want to stick to a similar routine of what you have, I'd say do it. On the treadmill doing a 30min jog is good, making it close to 5k I'd guess? Aim for adding time to that, or if times and issue maybe start alternating a few minutes of sprint in there. To start run 4-4:30, sprint 30 seconds, and back to running for another 4 or so minutes. Slowly up that time to about a minute then decrease rest period between sprints. Pushups are fine, and if you don't want to use weights keep at them. Again add a few more to it, add a few pushups a week, try doing a set of wide-spread pushups with your arms further apart for more chest work, and then ones with your hands touching in a triangle for triceps.

ok so far i have come to these conclusions:

45 minutes of power walking-jogging on the treadmill, which I should be burning about 1000 calories, no muscle work YET(until i get near my goal weight)

and keeping in mind I should eat 1800 calories everyday, by eating 1500 + exercise, I should get to 80 kgs in 3 months

Is this a real proyection or am i too far off?

1000 calories burned by power-walking is a bit optimistic.

Yeah, don't kid yourself/listen to a machine. I go RUNNING outside for 45 minutes a day, and that's only about 450 calories burned. No way you're burning more walking on a treadmill.

I bet the display said you're burning an average of 700 cals PER HOUR
