Yes, the cognitive benefits are real, but what these articles don't like to discuss is the side effects of nootropics. They're quite scary actually. Prolonged use leads to the eventual REGRESSION of cerebral cortex brain matter, only leaving the brain stem intact. The brain stem is known also as the reptillian base of all mammal brains. Its chief function is basic physiological activities to keep you alive, like breathing etc. When you take nootropics, the regression of the cerebral cortex leads to reptillian behavior. Lab mice's fur starts to erode, and scales start to grow. Their tongues develop extra sensory organs. And whats most damning of all, the mice actually become cold-blooded.

...So what you're saying is, if I abuse the shit out of this stuff, I'll turn into a monster lizard-man?
Where might I procure this substance?

Seriously though, to OP, anything that actually had all of these benefits and was safe would already be a household name.

Additionally, human testers have been known to turn into actual velociraptors with prolonged usage. It is still unknown whether to classify this as a side-effect or if the drug should be marketed as a dinosaur experience supplement.

Yeah, OP here, that's my question... why is this NOT a household name?

Is it simply lack of marketing, or are the effects exaggerated / side effects deceptively horrifying?

ITS MAN LIZARD

Probably its the cost thats preventing it from hitting the markets. If the ingredients or processes cost more than Big Pharma can realistically charge, then they won't sell it until they can turn a profit.

Lol epic, you could have just said horrifying side effects but you went the extra length. +1 .
