Hey /fit/. First time in here, looking for a bit of help.
See, I've had eating problems for a while... Meaning, I don't. At least, not nearly as much as I should and what I do eat probably isn't all that good for me. I'm a scrawny little sumbitch with a myriad of problems caused by how poorly I've treated my body.
But I figure I need to be more proactive in fixing the problem. I'm trying to start exercising. From what I understand, this will not only be beneficial to my general health, but will increase my desire to eat. It's just I REALLY don't know where to start. I've tried jogging daily the past week, but by the time I'm done I feel like I'm practically about throw up, so I'd assume I'm doing something wrong here.
So I guess what I'm getting at, /fit/ - give a beginner some advice?

Try brisk walking. I found that it's much easier on my body when starting out.

If you have access to a treadmill, try slowly increasing your incline. For the first two weeks or so, walk on level ground and work your way up. I've never had to run on a treadmill by going with the incline. I hope that helps a little!
