Hey /fit/

I'm trying to drop about 15lbs. of fat before swimsuit season.

I've currently switched my diet to the following:
- For breakfast I usually have a banana or a small bowl of special K with no milk
- For lunch I do a sliced chicken breast sandwich on wheat bread with reduced fast swiss
- For dinner I usually have a healthy choice dinner(Pic semi related, although I've never tried this particular one). I usually grab the chicken breast with brocolli, and I skip on the provided desert as it usually tastes like ass.

I'm only drinking water and some juices(Cut out soft drinks about six months ago), and I'm jogging 1.5 to 2 hours a day. Any tips/advice or does this sound good?

If you're trying to cut, then you're plan isn't too bad. But it's not too great either.

Do HIIT (High intensity interval training) and you'll burn a load of calories in no time. And that's what you're after, burning calories.

Keep it up, keep a log, and most importantly do it everyday.

TV dinners are loaded in preservative and suck. Buy some frozen chicken breast, pasta, and broccoli, and steam it all together. Takes 15 minutes and you have a much healthier meal.

Drink skim milk with your breakfast cereal, helps digestion.

And instead of doing 2 hours of moderate jogging, try an hour of sprint-jog-sprint, and a half hour of light weight lifting afterward to burn.

if you really wanna eat healthy choice stuff, eat the steamers, they're ungodly delicious.
