no, not really. saturated fat is also essential to good health. once again, excess is bad.

um, what? you need saturated, polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fat for optimum health. unsaturated fats are either poly or mono. meat contains both saturated and unsaturated fats.
the fats that need to be avoided at all costs are trans and hydrogenated.
