/fit/, my memory is shit. I've been advised to be more active, that the hardier cardiovascular development and increased blood flow will enhance my thinking and capacity to remember things.
But I don't know. As it is now, I have trouble remembering a 7-digit number while reciting it constantly. And as soon as I stop repeating it, it's gone.
This absentmindedness extends to everything. I just left dinner in the oven for 2 hours when it was only supposed to be in for 20 minutes. It just vanished from my mind as I walked from one room to another.

I leave this shit open and spam F5 every couple of minutes. Advise away.

are you constantly stressed out? laugh more, relax more, exercise more, etc.

cortisol causes cells in the hippocampus to apoptose, and the hippocampus inhibits the release of cortisol, resulting in a vicious cycle that destroys your memory.

I'm the most laid back dude ever. I prioritize relaxation and de-stressing too much, actually. If I'm feeling too stressed I'll ignore obligations that really can't wait. "Oops, my water got shut off, but at least I'm relaxing."

I'm sportin' an IQ of 140, looking to focus on both engineering and physics in the fall when I head to Uni.
I remember anything interesting in great detail.

But boring things like food in the oven or arbitrary strings of numbers for a graph just don't stay in my head.

hmmm...brain training (DS game) maybe, then?
