How do I lost fat Anonymous
5'9 20yr 270 lbs (down from 315 over 2 years) I still live with parents. I got to be fit and athletic if im going to get a 100k police salary job by 2010.

For this summer im going to push myself to lose 40 lbs in 3 months. (cause my scale in Kilograms says 121kgs and seeing 100 kgs would seem like a nice accomplishment to me)

What are the benefits of a 5-6 meal diet
I been using a stationary bike but i dont break a sweat with max tension anymore, will running fuck up me knees?
How do i stop temptation (unlike everyone blaming their parents, I appreciate my parents for feeding me and that they are just uneducated about health) I tell myself that im not going to eat this chicken fried steak but 10 min later im binging on 7 of them.
Should all my meals be high in protein?
what about lifting weights? i got a 25 dumbbell and i do sets of 8-12 curls and french curls, is it all in vain since cardio will negate that?

Eat whatever you want, but write it down in a memo pad. Estimate calories.

Go run the calories off. 15 minutes of HIIT burns about a hundred calories, so 2000 calories a day means you need to do 600 minutes of HIIT, or ten hours straight. Get to it.
