sup /fit/, would like your opinion on this:

why does my right arm always feel tight/pressure when doing almost anything requiring it to do work?

it's not pain but it's fucking bothersome ALL the time

the area it feels is where I circled in the picture, so pic related but it's not me, got it off google

I had the same problem with "underdevelopment". I overdid it and couldn't bend my right arm for one week without experiencing a huge amount of pain.

Was the same for me with jogging. I got into serious trouble after I started running 6 times a week. My endurance developed three times as fast as my muscles/body. Had pain in my legs that made me pause for 4 months.
