well /fit/ time to ask for some advice.
I thank you all I have gain about 2.5Kgs of muscle in the last three weeks.
I want to loose some fat off my belly, Its funny looking in the mirror and having muscle and a fat belly. I really hate it, so I want to know what things I need to do, to loose belly fat.

TL:DR, How in the fuck do I loose Belly fat.

Your knees are shot because you don't run. You can cycle and increase the distance two fold of what you would run but you should still run. Just because there is pain doesn't always mean its wrong. My doctor runs through pain in his knees because for him its the way to strengthen them, I have the same issue. If you have some legitimate knee problem then obviously it's a different story but if it's something patellar instability (what I supposed have/had) or something equally queer and made up then just go periodically run. Man wasn't meant to be immobile.

Yeah that is caused by lack of running. PLEASE, run periodically, for your sake man. It won't get better unless you get some ground pounding in. Don't run yourself into the ground but just every week or other week it would help your knees a lot.
