Alright /fit/, I'm down here at school, and I'd like to try to build muscle as best as I can. I've got a workout area in my apartment building, but not a whole lot in it.

I've got the following life fitness products available:

Lat Pulldown
Seated Row
Shoulder Press
Biceps Curl
Chest Press
Leg Extension
Seated Leg Press
Seated Leg Curl

And they have ellipticals, treadmills, and excercise bikes.

Monday, Wed Friday do all of them.
3x12 Lats
3x12 Rows
3x10 Shoulder
3x10 Biceps curls
3x10 Chest press
3x15 Leg extensions
3x12 Leg Press
3x7 Curls

Run 10 minutes before and after each time, and also do running on the weekends.

to all you fag haters. try opening ANY muscle mag, you'll see the same, well balanced routine, and then look how big those guys are.

this stuff obviously works, or they wouldnt make them. cuz machines are like $4,000 per, while a barbell set + rack is <1000
