What am I talking about? People who go balls out for whey don't gain as much muscle as people who use diverse proteins.
So I buy any old whey, but I also buy soy protein. When I make my smoothies I mix whey, soy, and oats together.
Actually, anyone know if there's any good diverse protein powder? I'd love to see a protein mix that has whey, soy, and oats in it.
