hey /fit/, is it okay to go exercise when you're sick? Just a simple sore throat, no fever or anything. I do about 1 1/2 hours at the gym.

a sore throat can be the first symptom of streptococcus oreus and other very nasty infections which will be exacerbated by depleting your energy.

skip a day and go the next day if you feel all right, and remember to wash your hand after working out and wipe the equipment after you use it.

u should only be spending 40 mins at the gym 1 hour MAX

ur overtraining therfore weakining your immune system
