/fit/I just ate ~600 calories about an hour ago; I plan on doing my cardio in an hour. But, my stomach still feels a bit full, what can I do to speed digestion, or the bloated feeling, so I can do my cardio effectively?

OP HERE.I decided to put in head-phones, and listen to Les Savy Fav (fast post-punk), and clean my bathroom/room.Then I drank my preworkout pump drink, then did cardio.FUCK YEA
In all honesty? Resting. Digestion is a parasympathetic process. Anything that ups the sympathetic nervous system will slow the parasympathetic. Resting is downing the sympathetic, and upping para, so rest.
