Slim guy wants to know the essentials Anonymous
Hey I'm already pretty slim. I look like Eric from that 70s show so I don't want to do cardio and be all skin and bones.

I just started to do push up and sit ups (like 50 a day of each). And I'm already starting to like the muscly toneness that I get from just this. basically I wanna know hwat other easy exercises (easy as in I dont have to go out and buy equipment) that /fit/ thinks is essential for making a skinny man look his best.

tl;dr: give me essentials exercises like squats and push ups

Keep upping your pushups. I worked my way up to 300/day and now my chest is hueg liek xbawx.

Also, do some dips on your chair/sofa/whatever.
