I've noticed that I've been eating a lot lately even when not hungry and it's starting to disgust me. So I thought I'd put myself out there. I'm confident in my ability now to control what I eat. What should be the amount of calories I take in in a day and then burn off? Exercises? Preferably some I can do indoors but I'm open minded.

How old are you?

Eat your calories, make approximations, see how you feel with slightly more and then slightly less calories and then you fall into your natural calorie needed allotment. If your body needed the calories you will get hungry. When you plan to exercise hard eat a exercise meal ( a small 100-200 calorie bar / snack). I hope this advice helps.
