Hey /fit/,I'm a 21 yr old male, 174lbs / 6 feet tall and have a gut to lose in 3 months before summer, can it be done? What sort of exercise should I be looking at? Just running/cycling and lots of it? My main concern is my gut, but I could stand to gain some muscle all over aswell.Help me /fit/, you're my only hope...

running- seriously. eat as much as you want, but run a lot. gut dissapears.
Yup, they already got it down.Run a shit load to burn fat and do ab exercises to cause your abs to get bigger. If you're 174 you shouldn't have much trouble losing your gut in 3 months.I lost mine in 3 months without running and I weighed 185.
