>>360252 ok i l explain... first of all, no you wont get injury from running if you a)not a fat fuck(>250lbs) b)get proper shoes c)run in proper form. some people have proper form from the beggining, but most of the people are retards. look on the internet on some marathon runners and sprinters they often speak about it. to run more you need to build up endurance, to build up endurance you must run for a good amount of time (>30minutes at the very least) at the constant pace( you may speed up and down, but you must always run) also you can build up endurance doing low weight/hight rep things. once you becmoe good there will be a choice, being sprinter or endurance runner, things differ from there, but that shouldnt bother you for a long while
