every other day im gunna do 260+ weighted push-ups in sets of 20, with a 25lb backpack
will i grow bigger?

I do pushups with a 25 lb backpack too and it doesn't do shit. I can still do them too easily. Get a heavy enough backpack or something so that you can only do 8-10 MAX.

Not the guy saying it will fuck up your back, but as a structural engineer, I'm keenly aware that squatting 300 lbs compresses the spine, a type of loading that it was intended to handle. This backpack idea would cause shear force, which very few structures are good at handling.

Just food for thought.
