I'm taking a multivitamin and soon will start fish oil. I'd like to know what else everyone is taking.

I tried taking this Vitamin B compound thing for women but it made me feel really sick every time. I should probably be taking some kind of vitamins because I really don't eat that much but I don't know what to get.

Dude, you are getting ripped off. Come on, the powder doesn't taste that bad, and you can mix it with gatorade powder.

Should take a multi, but I like to keep my C intake high.
Also use glutamine and maybe will start flax seed oil in the future

I take fish oil on a semi-regular basis (not EVERY day, but most days) and Flinstone's Chewables. Adult supplements make me feel like shit.

I take ALOT of suppliments, but I wouldn't be taking anywhere near as many if it were not for the fact I get discounts on them all.

Also some protips while choosing suppliments, if you do a multi vitamin, test the absorbtion by seeing how well it desolves in a glass of lukewarm water and vinigar. If it doesnt disolve/start to within ten minutes, its crap.

- A Calcium + D (only one, the multi has 500mg so Im getting my 1000mg+ for women
