This is a pretty wide range but I'd estimate you at anywhere between 15-18%, if I had to choose one number I'd put you bang in the middle at around 16.5%.
You can test your body fat any number of ways, one method is using skin fold calipers but this varies depending on the skill of the pincher, and it comes down to you finding a professional. The most accurate method is underwater weighing, which I've no idea how you'd go about accessing. The most accessible method is bio-impedance analysis, which is what those scales with the metal pads use, but these are the worst method with an error margin of up to 5% depending on hydration and body temperature.
