sup /fit/, im back with an update. This is what i have accomplished in 4 months with eating right and excersizing. But my results are getting smaller and smaller. My question is, should i excersize more now that my body is getting used to working out?

hey OP, you and i are in the same boat, i was just as big as you were (by the looks of it) in december and today i look similar to your most updated picture.
the only advice i can really give you to keep getting gains is, you need to change your routine to keep your body working hard.
change your work outs around for lifting.
and if your doing cardio and just sticking to tredmill or jogging etc. change it to ellipticals or swimming, or biking to keep your body from adjusting to your workouts and keep the gains coming. when you stick to a certain cardio, your body adjusts to it and the gains are less.

tl;dr change it up. to get more gains.

switch to a strict vegan diet, lots of cardio, and coffee enemas. you will lose FAST

I gotta say man.. u have really lost weight there. love the whole "time trip" pic u got there, hopefuly we will see more ?

but you can really see the change , and all this in only 4 month?.. Im a bit "out of shape" myself... probably around pic nr2.. maby 2.5 hehe... but you have really made me whana give excersizing a go. I used to jog, but then i got lazy...

btw, anyone got a good site on how to count Kcal, or whatever its called? I aint to good with all that "healthy" stuff...
