About 6-7 months ago I decided to get in shape. I am 6' and I weighed 280lbs. I wasn't obese (in my mind obese means more then weight/height ratio) I was just big, no overhanging fat or bitch tits. Since then I have lost 60lbs through changing my diet to a healthy one and working out 3 times a week for 30 minutes to an hour. In the last month I have stopped losing as much weight per week. I was at 2-3 lbs a week for 5 months. I am now at about half to 3/4 a lb a week for the last month. Is it normal for weight loss to slow down when you have much less fat then you used to? I have always gained muscle easy so I have muscle now and expect to not need to go under 200lbs by much to get to the low teens in body fat, my current goal.

Try bulking for a month. It will speed uo your metabolism, you can start cutting and regain the rhythm after that.
Congratulations
