Hey /fit/, about how many calories does each seedless green grape have? I can't find a site that says how much each one has. Rather, they measure in cups, and how the nigger fuck do I know how much is in a cup?
>how much is in a cup?Step 1)Take a bunch of grapesStep 2)BlendStep 3)8 fluid ounces is a cupNah, I don't know either.
100 gr green grapes:100 g Weintrauben enthalten:kcal 67-71
i think its like 3 cal per grape for red grapes, maybe about the same for green?
>>19044Sounds good then.I assume any fruit or vegetable is good to eat, despite having some calories? I'm on a diet to lose weight, by the way.
any fruit/veggie is good, some are better than others. grapes add up very quickly, and bananas have a lot of calories too. vegetables are usually better than fruit, but you should have at least some of both
>>19054that sucks, green grapes are so god damn good.
you can eat any kind of veggie/fruit you like, if you just don't exagerate it.
