sup /fit/. I'm on a fixed budget so I can't afford much health food but lately I've been trying to eat better/less for example today I had a bowl of honey wheat cheerios in 2% milk 2 sandwiches (wheat bread, turkey, mustard , no cheese) and one slice of cheese pizza. And every other day I'm burning off about 300 calories. What do you think?

Thanks again anon. I just want to know if the diet I've been on the last month is working because I don't want to feel like I've been wasting my time.

It's not 100% perfect but you could be doing much worse. Add a few fruits and vegetables like I said and you'll be doing much better. Count your calories (try www.thedailyplate.com) and exercise at pre planned times.

Well you're the one who should know if it's been working... have you lost weight? Do you look/feel better?

You do need to eat more fruit and veg, you aren't getting much in the way of vitamins from your current diet, I wouldn't say it was particularly brilliant looking at it, a bit sparse and uninteresting...

Try easy stuff like stir fries, tuna salads, omelettes. Or at least add some veg in on the side.
