Alright /fit/At the beginning of July I was 270. Four months later I'm down to 210. Due to the rapid loss of weight, I lost a considerable amount of muscle. Yesterday I decided to change up my workout routine and add some SQUATZ, deadlifts, and bench to my routine.Anyways, I was doing SQUATZ and deadlifts for the first time in my life today, I knew that my form was way off, but I kept trying to get it down. I kept fucking up. Finally one of the personal trainers who was with one of his clients came up to me and told me to (indirectly) that I was doing it wrong and I should stop before I injure back. He gave me his card and told me to meet him on Wednesday for a free workout session, so that he could show me how to do SQUATZ and deadlifts correctly . I was really fucking embarrassed. Afterwards, I hopped on an elliptical, threw my towel over my head and ran my shame away.tl;dr: My form sucks at SQUATZ and deadlifts, I need help fixing it.

>>444517I don't get the point of your post other than further making everyone think you're a dumb ass.A personal trainer offered to show you for free.... Sounds like you already are going to have help fixing it.
youtube search squat + ripptoedo the same with deadliftpretty simple really. Just use your ass, literally.
>>444528I'm definitely going to take advantage of that session.Has anyone ever had a personal trainer for a weekly trainer sort of deal? If so, did it help you/was it worth the money?
