Hey /fit/,I think I have a problem. At the bottom of my next, right around the start of my shoulder blades, one of my vertebrae curves around a centimeter towards the left. I've looked into scoliosis, but this doesn't seem like anything that extreme. I've had this for years, and it hasn't gotten worse, but lately it's started to slightly pain me. Not the vertebrae itself, but the tissue (muscle?) around it whenever I run or lift with my shoulders.What is this, and what should I do?
