Kin here... I knew if I started answering questions I'd have a hard time stopping...

Listen, everything you've ever wanted to know about fitness is here:

http://www.themedicalhelp.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=21

Dont be such a lazy bastard. Registration is FREE.

That site is basically a collection of articles that are all hand written by me. A few years ago I went online and started answering fitness questions. Before long, more people were asking questions... the more, then more...

99% of all questions were usually the same, and I found that I was repeating myself quite a lot. Eventually I started just copy-pasting the answers to the same questions that were coming in. Finally I had so many questions that even that wasn't good enough. Then I found a someone who agreed to host all my material so anyone can look at it anytime they needed, without me needing to copy-pasta.

Thats where the site above comes from.

Its free and we're not trying to make any money off you. I have nothing to gain really... I do this only for the sheer love of doing it. So quit making excuses and go read the damn articles!

Fucking doctors said nothing was wrong with my heart and yet every time i life weights, my fucking heart rate starts climbing and climbing. I've never let it go past 180, but i'm sure it would just keep going higher. All these doctors told me to "do some exercise and your anxiety and rapid heart rate will go away". I'm now 3 months into weight lifting and my heart rate is still as jacked up as before and i'm stuck with a $10,000 bill i can't afford to pay. Fuck it all. I hate my heart.

well, i had two ekgs (one showed a slightly enlarged ventricle), the other was clean. i also had an echocardiogram which turned out ok, and a stress test. I didn't last very long on the stress test. After a few minutes, my heart rate was at 190 and i was hyperventalating. All the while, the doctor who was testing me had a smile on his face and he i was ok. I'm 6'2" 155lbs and in great shape. I don't know what the fuck is going on with me.
