/fit/ I have a question:

I feel like I don't eat that many calories. I'm not OMG ANA or starving myself, I feel either content or at least not hungry, but I've been tracking myself. Today I had a half bowl of cereal, 6'' Subway sandwich, a cube of Baklava, and some scrambled eggs - all with water.

TL;DR is this small amount of food a problem if it's leaving me feeling full?

bump because I'm interested in op's question - have the same thing of not eating much but always feeling satiated.

OP here -

It's worth noting since I've been at the gym about a month, I've dropped from 171lb to 160. Haven't gone in for a body fat/muscle growth check yet.

You better not be exercising on top of a diet like that.

Too little calories = fat doesn't go away, muscle just recycles itself.

depends on what you want to do op

lose weight? you should probably up your calorie intake a little. HEALTHY foods.

build muscle? eat eat eat

either way, start adding little snacks in between. like a banana or some peanut butter crackers. even if you aren't hungry a little something won't hurt you and will do alot more for you
