Alright /fit/, let's get into your minds a little. Pick your favorite exercise for each muscle group. It doesn't have to be the one that you think is best, just the one you enjoy doing the most.

-Pecs: dips
-Lats: seated row
-Quads: incline leg press
-Hams: seated leg curl
-Calves: seated Calf raises
-Triceps: seated dumbbell extensions
-Biceps: curl-row (you stand in curl position but pull your arms back, bending at the elbow)
-Shoulders: Arnold presses
-Traps: shrugs
-Abs: double crunch

Quads: moar squatz
Hams: deadlift (GTFO LEG CURL FAG)
Glutes: deadlift (also squatz)
Triceps: overhead press
Biceps: nothing
Shoulders: overhead press
Traps: power clean
Abs: Squatz, overhead squatz

dips aren't that effective for your pecs even if you have great form for your chest, which you probably don't.

No offense, but doing dips for the chest is hard to do correctly, it mostly just works out the triceps.
