I'm seeing more girls work out now. I am curious though. Is it possible to have a sexy buff body but not lose your boobs? I've seen a many of girl that would be hot but the lack of boobage kills me.

Hijacking your thread.

Is biking 18 miles 3-4 days a week too much? That coupled with high fruit diet (70% of intake) totaling under 1700 calories a day?
6'6, 211, 13.5% bodyfat, age 18

I eat barely any protein (just from milk, maybe 20oz a day). Will I notice a severe muscle loss along with the fat loss? TIA

Weight training is great for overall fat reduction. Lots of girl say they want to get 'toned' but they don't realise you need muscle to accomplish that. More muscle mass also makes your figure look more womanly, i.e wider hips and broader shoulders with a smaller waist, and an awesome butt. And pectoral development will actually make your tits look bigger. But too much development tends to make your cleavage widen, but that should only start happening after years of dedicated intense training - you won't get there by accident, so don't worry.

You only lose boobs if you start to lower bodyfat into very low levels. I think in the long run yes there will be loss of cleavage and fat around the area but it's not easily done by "just working out."

Also, a woman would have about 1/10th of a man's testosterone, which is essential for muscle building. So don't go into the gym lifting light because you think you'll balloon to the size of a bodybuilder in no time, because men only get there by training and eating perfectly for years, imagine how hard that would be for a woman with 1/10th of their muscle building hormone.

Also, muscle takes up less space than fat, AND muscle burns fat by speeding up your metabolism, so it's all good. I know for a fact that a few Victoria's Secrets models incorporate lots of weight training (deadlifts and squats even) into their overall training, so if you're shooting for that kind of body then you're in the luck.
