1) srry for typos and crappy grammar/phrases : i broke my dominant hand (middle hand bone)2) seeing i broke my middlehandbone on my dominant arm, i need to strengthen the other (left) one. how do u suggest i do this the most effective way? i got a 10kg DB (+2 kg from the bar). not got a bench. basically what im looking for is you telling me how many sets of what i should do to get this arm into better shape.pic highly unrelated
I think I'm missing something, but why would you want to stronger. Then one hand would be noticeably larger than the other and it'd look kinda funny...
i know that, but at the moment, my free hand/arm is doing all the work that i would normally mostly do with my dominant hand + the other one, and its goddamn tiresome at the of the day?.
