Hey /fit/.

I got a mild concussion yesterday, but I'm still feeling a little foggy. I went to the ER this morning and they said I was okay, so I went home and just took it easy today.

I just want some ways to make me feel better. I'm tired and woozy, but there doesn't seem to be anything horribly wrong. Is there anything I can do to make myself feel a little better while I'm recovering?

It'll pass, it just takes time.

You'll feel woozy and nauseated for a while, but if you went to the doctor and nothing was super bad, then just chill out for a day or three.

That's all that West medicine fixes. Generally look at alternative medicine, but which one, no clue.
