Protip:
Been doin HIIT for a few months and like it but started to dread it because its so fucking hard and Im used to distance running while listening to music.
REMEDY: I recorded a track of myself counting out ten second intervals ("10 sec, 20 sec 30"), droppped it into Garageband and made it repeat 14 times (or however long your HIIT session is) then just dropped my favorite intense running music under it. Make four or five tracks then pick one to put on your ipod before you go do HIIT, way more fun. Profit.
