Howdy /fit/I am 6'1"; 172.9lbs; 22 BMI; 93/67 BP, and ~68 HRI was wondering whats the best form of cardio, Biking, running or swimming? Or any other fun ones you can come up with.
Rope Jumping.Just do all of them!

Running is the best for cardio and can be done in a lot less time. a good run can be as little as half an hour, but a good cycling work out takes at least 2 hours.
