sup /fit/?not trolling, or looking to be trolled.I'm starting to get out of shape because of my lack of exercise. Now that i'm finally able to manage my schedule for college/work/relationships, i can fit the gym back into my routine.I need a good workout/diet plan(diet plan is more important for me - i don't know what the most effective diet is).I'm an apprentice chef, so i know how to cook. If you could recommend some food for me to buy, then im sure i can work out some meals.thanks guys/gals:)tl;dr - have time for gym again, need help with diet and workout.pic related - i dont want to be fat
Forgot to add - My workout routine isn't able to be too intense. Hopefully 4 times a week..possibly more, but some times it won't be possible because of time constraints or other commitments
>>470628so based on the fact that i may not have an extremely intense workout routine like most of you on /fit/ would like, I need a diet that doesnt rely on heavy ammounts of exercise
