Hey /fit/. My days are getting hectic and I only have time from 4:30am to 6:00am to spend at the gym. I plan to go run there before breakfast.

My question is: is it bad to LIFT in the morning, before breakfast?

Yeah, but I go running in the morning before I hit the gym. (You know, the whole fat burning thing if you exercise before breakfast)

At that point, I have no other time during the day to lift, so it's pretty gay if I don't LIFT TO GET HYOOGE.
