I'm happy with everything to do with my body within reason, it's just my arms are not as big as the rest of me, and it's making me look thinner. Would working out;

Monday - Biceps Triceps
Thuesday - Forearms
Wednesday - Biceps Triceps
Thursday - Forearms
Friday Biceps Triceps

Be too much? Does this sort of thing work for anyone else? Or mabe just workout arms 3 days a week? Any advice?

You work your forearms with most bicep exercises.

Just do M/W/F, biceps and triceps. I hear supersets are good.

sage because it sounds dumb. Are you going for looks? Do pullups if you want an exercise that is fairly functional as well.
