Vary your weekly runs in length and speed. How far can you run at a 10 min mile?

I've achieved alot when it comes to stamina this summer. At first I started to jog in the morning before going to work (I usually workout at the gym after work) I ran 5 kilometers every other morning, I ran the the last kilometer in three interwalls where I ran uphill for about 20 seconds for as fast as I could and after that jogged to the next hill, after these spurts I vomited, so it didn't feel really good, but it does wonders for your maximum air intake cabability. About once a week I ran little longer route (12 kilometers).

Yesterday I tested how fast could I run the 12 kilometers. The first half took me 21 minutes and 20 seconds (when converted into a cooper test thats something like 3300 meters). The whole 12 kilometers took me 44 minutes.

I started running actively about two months ago, after that I've lost 9 kilograms and 7 cm from my waist (from 80 to 71 kg, and 87 to 80 cm).

Only down side on this is that I've achieved allmost nothing in gaining strength or muscle at the gym after I started running.
