I am so fucking motivated right now. I've never been this motivated to exercise before. The reason?
A girl.
Friend's roommate's ex-girlfriend. Normally I would never talk to a girl but through my friend he was able to set us up. They literally just broke up like a week ago. We've met once in person at a halloween party a few weeks ago, talked for a bit, seems really nice, very cute, fuck... I'm so motivated.

Here's my workout schedule that I plan to maintain until at least christmas (xmas will be our very first "date", since she lives on the other side of the state and rarely visits where the rest of us live).

9am - Wake up, HIIT (once around the block, rest, again, rest, repeat a total of five times minimum, you know how it works).

10am - Shave, shower, and get dressed.

10:30am - Eat breakfast (Total Cereal w/Skim Milk)

11am - Leave for work (shift is 12pm to 8:30pm), while at work I will take the stairs to the 9th floor/roof and back down, quite a workout I've heard from co-workers but never done it myself. Lunch will consist of chicken noodle soup, an apple and/or a banana.

I'm not asking for the ultimate meal/diet/etc. I want to know if this will suffice for a daily routine that incorporates heavy HIIT and weight lifting, with copious amounts of water and a mid-day 9 story stair climb.

What can I implement? What can I remove? Can I add more fruit? Can I eat more apples? How detrimental are apples and bananas to this diet if I eat more than 2 or 3 a day?

ALSO, when exactly should I do situps? Before or after HIIT? Before weight lifting? When are they most effective? Before bed?

Guide me, /fit/, help me to make this the most excruciating workout I've ever had. I am ready and willing to add more exercise if need be.

Pic related (that's her, or rather her feet, not willing to show face, at least not until I get some replies). Those feet are my fucking motivation, /fit/, I want them, I need them, I love her. :(

in regards to the diet you definitely want to have some fruit/vegetables in there. and as far as the lifting goes dont do curls every day. split up what muscles youre gonna train into groups. for example ill do biceps/back one day, triceps/shoulders/chest another, and legs are their own day. you have to give your mouscles time to heal in order for the best results

lrn2doshit4urself, stop being a tool. Exercise for YOU, don't let it depend on anything else. Are you going to quit when you break up?

Dude, do NEVER EVER train for someone else, even if it's the love of your life. Always set your own goals and train so YOU feel better, not others. It's just a positive sideeffect.

Besides, can't really judge your workout, give some more information.

>HIIT (once around the block, rest, again, rest, repeat a total of five times minimum, you know how it works)
if one of your cycles of HIIT is going around a whole fucking block, then ur doin it rong

but yes it looks like it will be effective
although you won't exactly get sexy from just walking 9 flights of stairs a couple times a day--i did that this summer while working on 7th floor of a building

you'll lose weight from the HIIT and lifting

HOWEVER doing HIIT in the morning before eating will kill you most likely

also you shouldn't eat anything until 1-1.5hr after finishing HIIT to allow your HIIT to cause fat burning

>The ACSM recommends to target a weekly exercise expenditure of approximately 1000 kcals a week (e.g. 3 sessions of 300 Calories or 4 sessions of 200 Calories) (ACSM 1995). See Calorie Expenditure Calculator.
>Review of the scientific literature suggests that moderately intense aerobic activity needs to be performed most days of the week to bring about significant fat loss. >Some sources recommend brisk walking progressing to 45 minutes or more daily. Other authorities recommend working up to 60-90 minutes of daily physical activity for weight loss.
>The USDA recommends at least 60 to 90 minutes of daily moderately intense physical activity while not exceeding caloric intake requirements to sustain weight loss in adulthood. About 60 minutes a day may be needed to prevent weight gain. (USDA 2005).
>Alternating weight bearing with non-weight bearing exercises every other day may be recommended to minimize the repetitive orthopedic stresses of exercising daily. See Overtraining. The combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise may utilize more fat than either type of exercise alone. See Fat Loss.
