If you plan on loosing weight. You must include some sort of weight's. Theyl speed up you'r metabolism and building muscle helps you loose weight faster. Also.. Dont cut your diet to vurtially nothing. If you do the training and eat sensibly youl feel the difference in 3day's and notice the difference in a month or so.. Happend to me! :).. Id say you'r at a decent wiegh to start weight training too. You'r not obeese. And not too skinny. Just hit them wieght's. Run and sort out a decent diet. Youl be cut like a mutha' fuckka' in no time! Btw. A 45min session of weight's can burn up to 650Cal. and you can loose and extra double that overnight. :)
