think baout my situation: I'm a fatty, but I'm slim. I'm 6'4" and weigh about 260.
funny thing is, no one believes me when i tell them. they think I'm pushing 220, if i'm bloated.
anyway, i work at a museum for kids, and i just make time on my shifts to do things. like, we have a HUGE jungle gym about 50 feet high. whats cool about it is that if you're an adult, it's A LOT harder than if youre a kid because you must crawl, and dive, and climb more than originally. i climb it when we both open and close.
second any time i have an area with ropes near my head, i'll lean my whole body out when there are no kids around and do pull ups.. as many reps as i can take.
excercising isn't hard, and it doesnt have to be time consuming, just do it when possible.
as far as eating, try to carry something with you. I carry peanuts. i shit you not, I'm unsure if thats healthy, buti eat a few if i feel hungry and i eat a normal sanwich and water for lunch. just make changes wherever possible.
