Hey /fit/

Just a question about pure fat loss here. Was wondering how good swimming is when it comes to reducing fat, since I don't really like running, but swimming I find more enjoyable even though im not really good at it.

Is it a feasible way to lose fat, or is running still the better option

cardio is cardio- assuming you're actually swimming (as in doing laps) as opposed to bobbing around and splashing things.

if you're gonna swim, make sure it's at a higher intensity... it's not like running or cycling, it takes a bit more effort to get your heart rate up and a bit harder to keep it up unless you are continuous.

Get a bike, or run...

Running is a lot easier to be good at. Swimming is much easier on your body. Both will cut fat (they're both cardio workouts), but swimming will give you a better workout. Just make sure to keep your heart rate elevated the whole time.
