6'2" 185lb, 12% body fat.

I drink three whey protein shakes a day at 25g of protein, and 4g of carbs each.

I eat boneless skinless chicken breast for two meals a day and get a total of 100g of protein from that.

175g of protein a day, maybe 50g of carbs a day (all of them slow digesting with the exception of a single teaspoon of sugar in my coffee in the morning), and 40ish grams of fat a day.

I'm maintain a 20-25% caloric deficit, and I work out every day (different muscle groups each day with at least 48 hours rest between working the same group twice)

Does this sound like an effective diet/workout plan to cut fat and maintain/slowly build muscle?

175*4+50*4+40*9 = 1260
>20-25% caloric deficit
I don't think so, buddy.

OP here. My "1" key sucks dick.

I meant to say I eat 175g of protein, 150g of carbs, and 140g of fat a day. It's about 2500 calories a day. According to the internet I need to be eating between 3200 and 3500 to maintain my current weight, so 2500 is about a 20-25% deficit.

Do it, sounds great. I am not quite sure sure you want to lose more weight. My stats are very close to yours and I am trying to gain weight.

To each their own.

Yah, go for your specific goal. I used to be 175 and 7% BF but got sick of being a lightweight.

Girlz love it thought, damn.

I got really low by pushing the cardio, but I probably missed the strength component you have. Good luck
