You could have had better bread, and better meat. Next time get some fresh whole wheat bread, and buy a chicken. Slice it up. Prepare sandwich with eggs. Place in fridge. WAKE UP NEXT DAY EAT OM NOM NOM NOM.

doesn't bacon+cheese+egg = protein

Yeah. But the bacon is shitty, and the cheese isn't so great. The eggs were the best source of protein out of that bit. YOu should just prepare breakfast sandwiches at home. It's not very hard to cook an egg, get some NOT PROCESSED tasty lean meat, healthy bread, and some sauce or something.

Hmm okay.

I got it from the school cafeteria, it's a bit healthier than McDonald's probably.

Is scrambled eggs with toast and sausage good?
Or an omellete maybe, those are the only other things they sell which have eggs.

someone fails at poaching eggs.. i never got why people used those things, its not that hard just to stir the water and drop it in..
also your hollandaise looks awful.

also, for bulking, you should probably eat more. breakfast is the most important meal of the day, you've been asleep and not eating for the past x number of hours, i eat as much as humanly possible in the mornings for bulking.

some anon suggested buying rotisserie chickens after workouts last week. i tried having a whole chicken for breakfast yesterday, it was kickass.

Are you the same person who told me that before? Like I said. I don't really care. Anonymous is all the same person anyway.

Processed meat is really bad for you. Are you overweight? What are your health goals? Do you get enough exercise? Depending on all of that you could care less about eating that stuff.

You're right, it really blends in well.

Sometimes is makes better posts than the rest of the thread it's in.

OP here.

So I live on campus and don't have a minifridge. I have enough money on my mealcard though to buy anything on campus for the whole year.

For Breakfast I have the following options:
-Egg McMuffin ripoff
-Scrambled Eggs + Toast + Hash Browns + Sausage or Bacon
-Pancakes/Frenchtoast with Sausage or Bacon
-Omellete

To Drink:
-Water (Vitamin and regular)
-Different Juice
-Milk (2% or Chocolate)

What should my breakfast be?

PS. If you didn't read my first poast. Today I bought 2 of the egg mcmuffins with some 2% milk.

2% is better for bulking more calories.
