Hey /fit/. I'm 5'10 and 160lbs, very very little muscle, but I want to work on that.. my question is this, should I start gaining muscle now or lose a bit of fat first?

What's your bodyfat %?

No idea, to the doctor to find out?
>> HelpFag
No need, you can use this http://www.bmi-calculator.net/body-fat-calculator/

But it's more down to what YOU want.

Are you a little too chubby? Then cut.
Are you way too skinny? Then bulk.

I thought we chased you out already?

HelpFag, read that on bulking and cutting (written by a guy who is MUCH bigger and more cut than you), then proceed to kill yourself.

I know people even bigger who would disagree strongly with that article.

Hey OP, meet Sponge, our resident tripfag troll.

Hey everyone, meet the guy who doesn't realise people bigger are ON STEROIDS, therefore cut and bulk.

CUT AND BULK IS FOR STEROID USERS. TAKE YOUR RETARDED BS ELSEWHERE KID.

A highly inaccurate way to get your body fat tested. Better to go with skin fold calipers.

That's a good BF% test. Go check some studies: it's more accurate than any caliper test other than the seven-point, and also those Tanita impedance devices. The Navy uses it.

HelpFag wasn't doing to bad a job, to be fair. Cutting and bulking is for everyone--Scooby doesn't want people to full squat, either, so...
