Hey /fit/ just a quick question,

I find that I don't really have a lot of time to devote to a longer workout schedule, so could I spread my workout plan (the workout plan would add more exercises since I could do different exercises over the course of the day) over the day and still get the same effect, or would that pretty much negate everything?

if you half-ass your fitness routine/lifestyle, you will be half-assing your health/results.

Only expect a return of what you put in.

I wouldn't be half-assing while I was doing the actual exercises (Sweating isn't a big deal I have a big cooler to cool off by and can go outside when I want to, I work at a liquor store), I like to bring weights to work and with frequent starting and stopping (Customers coming in) I was wondering if it I was even doing any good.

The laws of common sense more or less apply. Something is better than nothing, but doing it right is a lot better than having to half-ass it. I understand from your post that it's a situational thing, not that you're lazy, but your best bet is still to actually set aside 45 minutes to an hour out of the day. You'll see much better results, and if you're putting in the work, you might as well get the most out of it.
I also can't imagine your boss or customers want to deal with a guy who's sweating profusely.
