probably not, but without seeing your body and knowing your metabolism and whatnot, only you can really make that determination. I would think that if you are bulking up and are naturally thin as you say, at least 500 extra calories per day should have little effect in negating any endurance gains. I would seriously consider an extra 1,000 quality calories (favoring complex carbs and protein as much as possible) as long as you are training hard and wanting to bulk up, as you say. also, if you are truly bulking up, you best not be training more than 3 times per week, and getting lots of sleep.
