Just a quick question. On days that I don't do cardio/running, is it okay to walk an hour? I really want to stay moving, and at least walking is something. But I don't want to hurt any recovery my legs should have or whatnot.
yes

>>114838gentle exercise should aid recovery
walking is pro exercise when combined with other shit
Legs have the shortest recovery of any muscle group and can be worked constantly. Arnold would do 45 minutes of 600-1000lb calf raises daily.
Okay then, just got back from my walk and I got good news lol. I didn't want to wait around, I really felt like walking.>>114859Ah, so walking will shorten my recovery time from the days I'm running? Cool.
>>114874I heard the same thing about recovery time of abs.WHERE'S THE TRUTH?
Are you really asking people if it's ok to walk? Our ancestors would rofl.
>>114874arnold also did fukin roids.large muscles= slow recovery (i.e. legs, lats, chest)small muscles=fast recovery (i.e. forearms and calves)PERIOD
>>114978indeed, dorian yates would work out 3 times a week
