The most beneficial thing to do is to actually FUCKING WASH YOUR FACE. Just when you feel yourself get a bit oily, take a SMALL amount of acne cleanser (any one is fine) and wash your face.
Also those oil absorbing sheets help alot throughout the day when you don't have access to a sink- they're expensive in America, but chinese stores sell them somewhat cheaper.
Right after you work out, it's extremely important to wash your face since you'll be full of sweat and gross shit.
And the most important thing: don't keep touching your face- your hands have alot of bacteria and general gross stuff on them (even more so if you're an anonymous), so touching your acne and trying to pop them is only going to make it worse.
