I am 6 feet 7 inches tall, I was originally 413lbs but over the past months I have dropped to 357. I have been developing quite a bit more muscle as well and look slightly less than a blob of fat. I am wondering though since naturally I have a very large and solid bodytype and since I am tall what weight range would ultimately be idea for a healthy man of my height and bodytype, 240-280 or like 280-320 lbs?P.S. I am not in the picture.

I wouldn't call 240 at any weight "healthy" without a significant amount on muscle.
