eat 5-6 times a day, and take in about 2000 calories. it'll raise your metabolism and you're not taking in that much. no trans fat, no sugar shit breads, no liquid other than water. eat some celery during the day and skinless boneless chicken for dinner.
look up HIIT, or something called tabitha sprints and do it for 30 minutes every other day. on your off days, do mild muscle endurance training; pushups/situps/pull ups and JUMPING JACKS. k, dont start tomorrow either. start now. you had enough time to post on 4chan, you have enough time to stop being a lazy pig. good luck.
