Some questions, /fit/1. I'm doing the 5x5 beginner program. Do I drink whey on off (cardio) days? How many times a day should I drink it?2. I might be taking a trip soon, would a few days to a week of not lifting hurt?3. Is it okay to add one or to lifts to the workout (such as flys)?

I do 3x15 pushups and 3x10 no-weight squats to warm up.Depending on the day, I finish my 5x5 with either 3x8 curls or 3x8 incline flys.I always do reverse crunches for a cooldown.
