Some months ago I had a rhinoplasty for $650. Everything went ok and i eventually moved out. but lately i've been scratching my nose and feeling something unusual there, eventually after struggling with a mirror I realized I still had stitches inside. it's very strange that the dc. didn't remove them (I thought he never put them in the first place) is it dangerous to leave them alone or do I have to remove them? the pic is unrelated

WE AREN'T PLASTIC SURGEONS.
Yeah just rip those fuckers out. But don't cry when your nose starts falling apart and you got a 3rd nostril.

1. Go on GOOGLE or Yellowbook.
2. Then search for your surgeon.
3. Find his phonenumber.
4. Pick up the phone.
5. Call the fucker.
6. Ask your Question
7. Get an answer from A PROFESSIONAL.
8. Don't have a fucked up nose.
9. ???
10. PROFIT

1) What sort of ghetto ass "plastic surgeon" gave you rhinoplasty and only charged $650?!?!
2) These stitches have been in for several months and your skin hasn't grown over them?
3) Yes, you need to get them out. I am amazed you don't have an infection already.

If you think you can blindly stick a small pair of scissors up your nose and cut the stitches and then pull them out without leaving anything behind under the skin, I say go for it.

can't find him with google. I tried weeks ago when I wanted to recommend him to a guy I know since I had lost his number

The skin can't grow over it because they're freaking long. The tip of one was sticking out of my right nostril. when i touched it and it didn't feel like hair I realized it wasn't hair is when I noticed there was something funny going on. I had to cut the tip off.

I do think there was something wrong with the surgery. Ever since I've had it, the black dots (what are they called) in my nose got 100x thicker, with little hairs sticking out of them. When I scratch them, it's like fat slides out. I'm going to the store tomorrow to get some creams, could you recommend me some to get rid of them?
