Does this shit actually give you all of the vitamins it says it gives you? Or would I be better off just eating healthy food? I'm not overweight, but there is noticeable amounts of fat on my body that id like to get rid of. I'm also starting to lift some weights in addition to vitamins and other such methods, but I doubt I'm doing it right. Some stats:
Height: 6'1
Weight: 180
Bench (regularly): 120-140
Bench (max): 160
Thats about it. Can anyone lend some advice?

They are ok as an insurance policy but they only give you 100%ish of the RDA.
The RDA for most vits and minerals were calculated in the 40's and 50's so are way out of date. For example you can buy vit B12 in 1000mcg tabs and these are 100,000% the RDA

Getting >100% of your vitamins means nothing, especially for water solubles that, if unused, you will simply piss out of your system anyway. Fat-solubles, without fat to stay dissolved in, will go through your system too. Since it sounds like this dude isn't carrying around massive fat stores, this multivitamin is fine.

TL;DR--centrum is fine, chewable doesn't matter in the least. ignore fags that promote >100%.
