Hey /fit/
Please give me advice!
I'm a female.
I've been trying to lose weight for about a month now, I'm trying to get a flat stomach
I weigh myself everyday. Some days I weigh 50kg and other days 51-52kg. But I never seem to gain or lose weight!? Even when I ate un-healthy, I never gained weight.
I bike 6kms a day and do crunches, but I still see no difference?
Can you please give me diet advice?

What does your diet contain at the moment? You might be eating the wrong foods to begin with

Weighting yourself every day won't help anything. All it will do is make you upset. You won't see any immediate change, so just stick with it and not worry about what the scale says.

I didn't mean it in that sense, I meant even when I eat fatty foods I still see no change in my weight or figure.

Then you DON'T want to do crunches :S
Crunches add muscle which would make your stomach bulkier, just eat less and do lots of cardio...

well, try interval training. So do your normal set of crunches, add another set of something like crunches with your legs straight up, then go run as hard as you can with a timer set for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. After that, take a 1-2 minute break and do it all over again. This has definitely helped with my weight training and also helped me toned down alot (especially if you do these quick sprints after every 2-3 sets of weights) In terms of your diet, if you're really trying to cut weight, stop eating pasta. Take it from a wrestler, pasta is heavy and the last thing you probably want to touch unless you're trying to bulk up. Everything else in your diet is very healthy and as long as its in appropriate proportions you should see some results here soon.

No they don't. This is a common misconception. Only if she did a shitload of crunches and supplemented with anabolics. Crunches will strengthen your core, giving you better posture to hold yourself up right, while simultaneously enabling you to carry what fat you may have around your midsection better.

I recommend this to every girl who ever asks me for fitness advice, and every single one (about 8 or 9) who have listened to me have come back to tell me how it's changed their lives.

Start doing Yoga, or Pilates, or yogalates. Seriously, it'll mould you into the best you can be.
