Sup /fit/ I need tips on what I could do to build myself up further.

I am 20 years old, I am a big guy, I weigh 242 pounds and 6'4". My warm-up is always reverse crunches and squats. Here is my workout routine:

Monday: Jogging
Tuesday: Weightlifting [Upper Body & Arms]
Wednesday: Jogging
Thursday: Weightlifting [Back & Legs]
Friday: Jogging
Saturday: Swimming
Sunday: Rest

Each time after I weight lift I will take creatine. So /fit/ how should I improve myself.

That's not a bad routine. But remember to increase the intensity, especially with the cardio. You'll also want to change the actual exercises you do inside your workouts (one day do bench, another do leaning dips), and the amount of reps/sets you do. Your body will get used to routines very quickly and you will plateau quickly if you don't change your workout around and increase your intensity.

My bad, your workout might need a little adjusting. You back and your legs are your two largest muscle groups. They will wear you out more than anything else (if you do them right). I suggest doing them on different days. While most people love working out those bar muscles (chest and arms), they are not the biggest muscles in your body.
