Dear /Fit/

I'm going to start on protein supplements soon, but I had a thought. Much of it is Whey protein, right? I'm lactose intolerant, and am wondering if this will be an issue. Also, what are some other alternatives to whey?

Pic semi-related. I don't have the money to buy massive amounts of meat. Stuff is fatty anyhow.
