source? since I found that creatine in the diet is generally derived from meat, that would imply that eating more meat will give women more testosterone too. I was interested in it because of the role it plays in metabolism...

Trick question, creatine is fine for women.

just be sure to increase your water intake.

3-5g once a day or once on training days.
before workout/after workout/whatever

Thank you. It was not intended as a trick question.. A very intelligent colleague of mine was taking it and told me that women could not "because it's bad for them", but I could not fathom why that would be and wanted to check to see if there was anything I had missed before I tried it. The advice is much appreciated.

np, just fyi, Creatine has nothing to do with hormone function. It increases ATP stores in muscle, which function the same across both genders
