eat less bad foods, eat more good foods exercise more
don't eat late at night (digestion slows down during sleep) don't eat a few huge meals - just eat several smaller meals throughout the day. snack healthy (meaning buy every special k product you see) don't try to wear yourself out - jog at a comfortable pace so that you can go for 30 - 60 minutes and not faint. sprinting won't help you get thin any quicker. even if you can't actually exercise, just be active - take stairs, not the elevator, ride your bike instead of driving, or just walk somewhere. little steps add up.
