No, I'm not talking about packing a lunch, I mean get whey protein and pack some with you when you set out in the morning. When it's time for lunch, whip out the protein, grab a spoon, and enjoy - sure, this isn't supposed to be a substitute for a real meal, but it sure as hell beats a baconator.
