sup /fit/im 6'1, 265lbs. i dont eat sweets, and i dont drink soda. the worst thing i will drink is iced tea (and alcohol when i party). other than that, i drink 2-3 gallons of water per day. my senior year of high school (little over 2 years ago) i weighed 200, and was pretty buff from football. after that i gained the freshman 15 (more like freshman 100), and havent bounced back. i started working out 3 times a day a month ago, and about 4-5 days a week so far this summer. i am also trying to cut back on snacks, and just eat meals. i know this is another ZOMG IM FAT PLZ HALP but i just need some input on whether or not im doing the right thing and to just be patient for the results, or if I should change something to help improve my health.pic is me

Yeah, you're not doing something right if you workout 3 times a day. It's recommended you workout one time a day and rest the next.
