Hey /fit/. I cut drinking pop a few weeks ago. Im drinking a lot of OJ instead. Not an excessive amount, glass in the morning, few glasses at night.

Im trying to lose weight and its pretty sugary shit. Should I just drop the stuff and drink water or would all the orangey goodness make up for it.

Eh, drink a glass a day, two glasses max, and you should be fine. Drink the stuff with pulp too.

That's the worst time to slam a high calorie high sugar juice broski.

Have some in the morning and stick to water at night. Or if you're in serious need of something with flavor try a diet green tea or some sort. Arizona's is ok.

A glass in the morning is fine, but water throughout the day would be better. Juice is a pretty good way to gain weight since it has a decent amount of Cal. Make sure you're drinking 100% real juice as well, not Minute Maid bullshit.
