Alright /fit/ dumb question here.I'm a vegan and all I eat is corn chips and veggie dogs and sometimes canned soup. But mainly corn chips. Goddamn I am sick of chips.So I'm going to start cooking meals for myself - brown rice, veggies, tofu, etc. Only problem is that I need to be able to count calories at the same time. For those of you cooking with raw veggies and stuff how do you keep track?Also, if I want to lose weight should I be worried about the fat, carbohydrate, protein breakdown or just worry about the number of calories?
