Calorie Burning? Anonymous
Hey /fit/

So I'm wondering if there is any website that tells you how many calories you're burning with your exercise.

I'm 5'10 200 pounds, and I'm trying to do 6 and a half minutes jumprope HIIT (1 minute jumping 30 seconds drinking water/walking), 15 pushups, 5 burpees around 2:00pm, then do the same thing again around 9pm.

I REALLY want to know how many calories I'm burning while doing this, because right now I'm eating about 800-1000 calories a day and I want to know if that's enough. I've been shedding weight without exercise, and now I bet if I ADD exercise I'll shed it even faster.

Any help /fit/?

k well did you drop 20 pounds in 2-3 months or in like less than a month?

i'd say you gain it all back if it was the 2nd option, but if you lost the weight by eating healthy and doing cardio/lifting you arent going to gain it back if you eat a little more

now if you stop eating healthy and start eating shit food and stop working out then yea you will

So far it's been about 2 and a half months

The first month I was eating SEMI healthy.

Now I'm checking every fucking nutrition label and picking healthy alternatives to almost everything.

I want to be around 170-180. I don't want to be all muscular and cut and zomfg because I know I probably won't get to that ANY time soon. I just want the confidence to take my shirt off haha
