Yes it can change that much especially if there's something weird in your diet. When I have carb loads once a week my weight shoots up a lot, like 10-15 pounds. :) A lot of it's water and carb bloat and vanishes in a few days. It also depends how much do you weight muscle mass and fat mass wise, since your body can store extra water and such in them. +-7 pounds is quite a lot for your weight but it's still normal.
