Weight Gainers or Protein powders? This week there is a special at my supplement provider store. 15lbs(6.8kg) of weight gainer for 35$, wich contains 1.36kg of protein (20% of total weight) 5lbs(2.3kg) of protein powder for 25$, wich contains 1,75kg of protein (77%)
I don't know how much calories i eat everyday, but i sometime struggle to get 6 meals a day. I'd take the weight gainer to clog any voids that i have, but i'm worried that it's bad proteins and that there is no ammino acids or that i will eat the bag way too quickly.
I don't really want to bulk up, i just want the proper nutrition for strenght gain.
Pic related, it's the offered weight gainer bag. I think that 'Mutant Mass' is a kind of scary title, because i don't want to become a mutant and mass isn't my primary concern, just strenght.
