They're good carbs and lots of fiber. Great food, great for people cutting, fatties dieting, or eating healthy in general.
If you're specifically looking to bulk you can always load up your calories with other stuff, I remember some anons a while back were saying to add meat and stuff to OATz. But they're still really healthy carbs and fiber and they won't hurt your gains at all.
Thus, depending on your goals they're either great food or greatest food.
