Hey /fit/I was going to ask this last night but for one reason or another I procrastinated. Anyway, I figure now's as a time as any.Ok, so for the past year or so I had been lifting a modest amount of weights to work on my arms (were skinny). Anyway, I realized that I also needed some aerobic exercise. I've been keeping my road bike in my car and plan to make it a habit to ride mondays, wednesdays and fridays. Right now I've only been twice. Yesterday I didn't get to because the uni said cars would be towed after 12:30 and monday it had been raining. Anyway on Wednesday I rode roughly 28 miles in 3 hours (round trip). Is there anything /fit/ would like to advise?Also I plan on picking up weight lifting and pressups again (got side tracked with summer school).
Protip: Have lots of gay sex and contract AIDs it really helps your figure, especially in those problem areas!
