hey /fit/, I've got a question for you.First off, I'm 17 year old guy. I'm 5'10, and I'm really skinny... I weigh 125 or so. I'm sort of self conscious about it.I've been vegetarian for about 2 or 3 years, but I eat really well. I would like to put on some weight/muscle but don't really know how. I don't have any money so I can't really go to a gym or anything. Any exercise routines or anything you recommend, or dietary changes other than meat, maybe a certain type of supplement?What should I do /fit/?
