>>122899 Yeah yeah, like i said, aiming for 111lbs, i'm still a jogger/swimmer/long-distance walker (ie:active person) with a carefully watched calorie intake that never exceeds 1300 unless its because I got pissy and ate an entire bag of spinach more than i meant to. I do some weights every other day, 5 or more sets of 20 leg press, Fly's, and crunches of various kinds so i don't get bored. When i'm stuck socializing with family i've always got a weight in my hand and i'm doing bicep and tricep stuff. And I get plenty of protien because i take a powder in addition to eating good protien friendly veggies.
But seriously, can anyone tell me what a trainer might do? Hasn't anyone here had any experience with a trainer? Were's the usual helpful-internet-douche that actually has information that's relevant to my interests?
Goal is to look good much more naked. Because i really like being naked. =/
