I whent down from about 90kg to 69 in a year of jogging.... And appart from gaining allot of self confindence (as you said), u get a bigger dick (mine whent from like... 15 to 19cm... and sex in general was a whole lot better when you actually had the stamina to do it longer hehe...
The stretchmarks was still there, but they tend to "fade" (from blu´ish to flesh collour) in with youre skin. you can till see the shit, but you have to look for it if you dont have allot of them.
Other than that.. well, i became a more active guy, going to the park to throw some ball instead of sitting home at the computer all summer long. and life in general became a more possitive place... sadly i got lazy and got up to my 90 kg again.. and have just recently started jogging again, hopefully with the same result.
