HAHA you fucking retard. creatine will make him put on about 5 lbs of water weight which will come off when he stops taking it but that still doesnt help him lose weight. and glutamine doesnt work, at all. its been scientifically proven. newfag

Probable troll. Creatine has been proven to increase strength and lactic acid processing ability. Water weight? Dumb fuck, it's water INSIDE of the muscle cells that the creatine NEEDS in order to work. If you gain REAL water weight, you're a dumbshit because you're buying from an inferior brand. Denying creatine works is ridiculous - there's tons of research that supports it.

As for glutamine, it IS proven to improve recovery from injuries, as well as boost HGH levels. It's very commonly used in hospitals for recovery purposes. While no, there is nothing too optimistic in regards to solid proof that it helps with athletic performance, I've had very good results with it personally, so have many other athletes (mostly bodybuilders). It seems to help reduce my recovery time when taken PWO, and reduce loss when cutting (creatine is good for this, too).
