Alright, /fit/. I have recently come across both 4 months of free time and the equipment necessary to work out.

I'm 6'1-2 and 190 lbs. I see myself as slightly overweight, and I don't have much muscle.

Any reccomendations on how to make the best of my time working out? I'm willing to spend 2-3 hours a day working out if necessary, in addition to altering my diet. In the end, I want to build muscle and tone myself, but losing a few pounds would be cool too.

You dont need to work out 2-3 hours a day. In fact, doing so will probably impede your muscle building progress
