Ok /fit/ here's my deal. im an average built 18 male, 6 feet tall, never bene overweight, but never skinny, just average, but the past few months ive been gaining waight. i went from 165 to about 190, and i dont know why. diet didn't change (always eaten chef salads for lunch), habbits didnt change(dont play /v/ more or less...i cant thin of anything..its almost all done to my stomach, waist went from 33 to about 35-36 inches.:/any suggestion on how to lose stomachfat?
you get older, maybe hormones or metabolism changed, and even a little extra eating (like a can of soda a day) can have a big impact.what you need to do is start lifting weights and doing cardio.
Also, the consumption of alcohol starts getting the belly wider as age goes up. Try lowering the beer intake a bit and see how it goes. Also, as>>94384said, do some exercise. Biking or swimming are ideal choices.
