Hello Fellows In Training,
When I was in the gym yesterday I did a huge routine and thought today I would be near dead ann not be able to lift my underwear let alone more weights, but I woke up feeling just fine. Should I go back for another workout today?

Nah, one training day per lifetime should be plenty.

No, give your body a chance to rest even if you feel you don't need it. Also during your workout leave at least a minute, preferably two to three, between sets. If you do this your body will be able to recover somewhat between sets and thus you will maximize your workout. Additionally eat carbs before you go to the gym and eat protein within one half hour from leaving the gym.

i lol'd.

anyway i workout every day but i get fatigue the morning after (just started). i just push through it and keep working out even if my muscles are sore.

is this good/bad idea?

If you've never lifted before, and you weren't sore, you didn't work hard enough, and that's not just macho bullshit.

Rest is important though. never work the same muscle groups consecutively.
