What the hell? Just did squats and couldn't do a second set cause my thighs would not work anymore.

I used to spend more time on a bike than I did walking, walking longer than 100 feet was weird, because I'd lose my balance all the time and lurch occasionally (no matter how long it'd been since I was on the bike).

That's the point. You do it to failure. If you can walk straight afterwards, you should have been doing a higher weight.
