That site is the shit. I learned that an xbox hueg salad with romaine lettuce, spinach, broccoli, lima beans & carrots is basically like eating a multivitamin & the rest of my food for the day can be practically nothing but carbs, calories, and protein.

I don't know about legumes, but nuts, peanut butter (Smart Balance peanut butter is what I get), and extra virgin olive oil (which you can just pour it in a spoon and drink it) are high in calories.

Good for not eating mountains of food because a tablespoon of Olive Oil is 100 calories. Get out a spoon AND DRINK IT!

sweet potatoes (leave skins on, NOM NOM), Corn (polenta, tortillas, etc etc Avoid GMO crap), Lentils, beans are tasty and fun.

Also, Cassava (delicious when sauteed in butter, but whatever), Brazil nuts, lint, potatoes.
