The velocity diet isn't for random fatties sitting around a TV though, it's for people who are serious about changing, whether once, or multiple times, but they're not wishy washy "i'll try that diet" faggots, they're determined people who have an end in mind, and the vdiet is the means.
If, after my bulking to 240 stage, I feel I'm carrying too much fat, I'll do the velocity diet to cut down, then go back to a bulk.
See that, no "philosophy" or "lifestyle" just a tool to get a job done, which is all diet and food, as a whole is, a tool to get a job done.
A means to an end.
Not some fucking great overhaul to how I view the world, anyone who thinks getting thin is about "lifestyle" change, is already missing the point, it's about doing more than you have the fuel for, everday. Anything beyond that is just trying to find an easy way out.
