Hi /fit/ first time poster here, and I'm pretty ignorant on fitness. I'm 6'9, and I weigh 290 so I'm pretty fat, but for the last 3 months I have been lifting weights twice a week and doing 30 minutes of cardio 5 days a week. I have lived most of my life completly lazy and lethargic. I work at home in the middle of nowhere so there is basically nothing to do besides electronic entertainment. I started at around 315 when I decided I had to improve my body, and started completly ignorant about how to do it. I did a stupid No carb fad diet, and got down to 290, I then got in a conversation with a weight lifting enthusiest who told me how bad that is, so I stopped doing the diet and ate just basic stuff I like. (Not really unhealthy, but not healthy either, I'm also a vegetarian) but I started lifting weights and doing cardio, so all the weight I gained back from my no carb diet slowly got cancelled out by the exercise. So I'm at 290 and have kind of plateued. I think my diet is my weakest spot. What I'm looking for is a healthy weight lifting vegetarian diet plan like my stupid fad diet plan, the good thing was it told you EXACTLY what to eat each meal for each day, and to space them out as to increase metabolism. TL;DR: I Need a vegetarian diet plan for idiots that will tell me exactly what to eat because otherwise I'll stuff greased chocolate down my throat.
