Hey /fit/, what exactly should my daily caloric intake be? I know it's based on my BMR, and I've been doing about 2000 calories a day, according to fitday I burn around 2900 calories a day (which I find hard to believe, but I am a fatty, around 320) Anyways, the question is should I eat less calories? Or stick to what I've been doing, I've read I want to aim for about 2 pounds a week, but I keep seeing threads where people are dropping way more and I'm wondering if that's ok or what? I do around 40 minutes of cardio and also about 20-25 minutes of weight lifting a day.
