The key towards body mass is
1. Moar calories intake 2. Work out to your max with heavy weight e.g. 4 series of 8 reps with 60lb curl bar for biceps 3. REST YOUR MUSCLES (that you do a lot, this is when they gain mass and weight) 4. Eat fiber. Don't stay constipated or shitting bricks 5. ????? 6. PROFIT!
