/fit/izens: This is pretty much my average day's food, I don't know much about proper diet but I eat well and try to maintain 40/30/30 in Carbs/Protein/Fat.

BW=185lbs, 10% or below bf, athletic
Sport=oly lifting, running, combat

I'm 6 feet tall, my goal is to be just below 97 kg (207lbs) to move up in weight class for sport and for combat. I will probably end up posting this on one a more reasonable forum, but I'm posting here first with good faith in /fit/ to deliver some good advice beyond the trolls.

The way I see it I should be at 4-5kcals per day. It seems like the easiest way would be to just up the portions in the same ratio for breakfast/lunch/dinner so each meal is at or around 1000 calories, up portions in between to 2 750 calorie snacks and I hit my goal.
