keyloid scar?

It's a bite mark. Check your bed and the area around it for large insects.

The brown one? 0_o

It looks like a burn mark/scar. Blister/cyst mayhaps?

Yup, I had one that looked EXACTLY like this, only on my left foot on the top near the ankle. Annoyingly itchy if you start scratching it.

It was summer and mosquitoes were having their way with me, so I assume it was one of them. At the time I thought the lil fuckers had given me some kind of disease or something, as it was far different from normal bites... but I never did go to the doctor.

It took many months to go away, and even now if you look closely you can still see traces of it. Doesn't itch anymore though, and since I'm still alive and well I figure it's not worth worrying about.

It's a healing laser wound. Clearly you have been living a secret life as a soldier in a dystopian future war.

It looks like ringworm. Do you wrestle or use equipment that others use? There's a reason you wipe equipment off after you use it. Try using some anti fungal cream on it.

The bumps on arms that look like zits are sometimes caused by dead skin cells that collect in the hair follicles. Usually get worse when your skin is dry.

You could've gotten a horsefly bite. I went camping a lot as a kid, and it was quite normal to get those in areas heavily infested with mosquitos.

Was it a large, low bump? Did it feel a bit hot to the touch? Did it have a little wound that looked like a needle prick in the center?

If so, you got a horsefly bite. Ever see those ENORMOUS flies buzzing around? It was one of those fuckers.

looks like classic ringworm

It matched all of those except being especially hot to the touch (maybe it was and I didn't notice). The area itself was a different texture than the rest of my skin, more rough and dry.

No idea how one of those big fucking flies could have got me there, though.

It's a fungus. My firend had it (except he's' a retarded pig slob who plays D&D and he just didn't pay attention for like a year so it spread all over his body, eww) any way, you get pills for it.

The solution to this I've read is to lotion those suckers up, but will exfoliation help, too, or just make it worse?

Bad news for you dude, it's an AID. Hopefully you don't get more.
