I've been on a diet for months now /fit/. I went from 190 to 150 pounds, and want to lose a bit more. However, my diet has come to a grinding halt. I stopped working out, jogging, and started eating junk again for about a month. I gained a few pounds rather quick, but have since been back on my diet and haven't had any urges for over a month now. Yet, I still haven't lost any weight. Surely with all the shit I ate, my metabolism got back to normal, so what's wrong? I generally eat under 1000 calories a day without working out(no fucking time anymore. I try to do what I can though) and have been doing this for a month, but I haven't dropped a single pound. What am I doing wrong?

Please don't tell me to work out, jog, etc. I would if I could, I'm just simply at a point that I don't have the time. I'm 6'1" and 150 as stated before, and I'm wanting a completely flat chest. Maybe some ab definition eventually. Really, I'm shooting for a feminine body, but that's impossible so i just wan''t to be a skinny fuck, but not have my bones sticking out. If that makes any sense.

Also, I'm eating very healthy. All home cooked food, vegetables, fruit, etc. Is 1000 calories not enough to lose weight anymore, at my current weight? Thanks in advance for any help or advice!

Dude, eatting anything under 1200 calories, no matter what ur weight is gets u into "stravation mode", where ur metabolism goes to hell, even if eatting lower amount of calories.
Basically, ur body just said "where the fuck did all of my energy supply(food) go off to? damnit! well....shit....time to keep it steady and not be energic, i dont know when the next time I'll get enough food for the day."

Trust me, I ran into this before. U need to switch ur daily rountine, ( or weekly), to something different, that one little difference can do it. No junk food fool!
Stay away from greasy, deepfried foods, and low carbs. Anything else, like protein, veggies, and water, have as much as u want. Males burn protein like it wasnt any calories to begin with. Veggies, depending on what they are specifically, burns more calories to intake them than they actually give to you. Like carrots, celery. U can add apples to that as well, yes--- fruit!
