Breakfast: 6 eggs, 3 egg yolks removed. Lean cut bacon, grease drained, 4 pieces. A small amount of feta cheese, reduced fat (part skim milk) in with eggs.
2nd Breakfast: Strawberry Protein Shake (3 carbs), 2 scoops, + 2 Strawberries + 8 oz water.
Lunch: Stir-fried chicken + vegetables, using Pam (No Fat) spray oil.
2nd Lunch: Two Salmon burgers, once again fried using Pam (No Fat) spray oil.
Dinner: Strawberry Protein Shake (3 carbs), 2 scoops, + 2 Strawberries + 8 oz water.
2nd Dinner: 12 oz Steak, lean cut, excess fat removed, 8 oz Pork Chop, lean cut, excess fat removed, small piece of flan made with skim milk.
After dinner snack: Grilled salmon, lightly salted with lemon juice.
