So im fucking gigantic, 6'8, 280lbs, and I'm beginning to try to lose weight. I know that the typical answer to my probelm would be do cardio and diet, the ladder of which i have just started, but the first brings me to a problem. I have really fucked up feet, you name the foot problem and i got it. i cant walk for more than 3 minutes without starting to feel piercing pains and cramps, and the bad feet lead to bad knees. I tried getting surgery but it made my foot worse, so that's out too. What exercises can i do, for optimum weight loss that involve little to no foot use. Should i just do situps all day?thanks!?(btw what is ideal weight for someone of my height)
Swimming is your answer.If you can combine that with some weightlifting all the better.Situps are not recommended anymore since they don't work your abs, but your hips and are bad for your back.
