Nothing that is processed or contains man-made or artificial ingredients (Hydrogenated fats, anything that ends with "ose") INCLUDING refined sugars, fuck that, ANY FORM of packaged sugar. DONT get starchy fucking potatoes, canned goods, squishy bread and jelly and shit like that (even oats. WHY? because your body digests it too quickly so add some fucking flax if you have to). EGGS, BEANS/NUTS, LEAN BEEF/PORK/CHICKEN, FATTY FISH (Salmon, bitches), OLIVE OIL, FLAX, FRESH FRUITS/VEGGIES, TOFU and VIRTUALLY ANYTHING that DOESN'T have a label.
