so /fit/ i am 6'5'' and weight 275 lbs i have lost about 40lbs over the last few months on average about 2.5lbs a week with just diet alone but now i seem to have stoppedmy questions are1. what is a healthy weight for some one my height2. i have tried to do routenley workouts 3 or 4 times a week but i cant seem to stick to them do you have any advice for this?3 where can i get an olimpic bar ? i have an old bench set but the bar that came with it is quite short and when i have any large amount of weight on it the weights limit my range of motion since my elbows hit the weightsany advice for my fat sack of shit self?
