Also, lift weights. If you want definition, dont lift too heavy and do a fuckton of cardio. For example, What i do is this
1. Full cardio day about 1 hour, running and walking. 2. First half hour is spent on my upper body strength, and last hour is running/walking.
Rinse, Repeat. Running for me has taken care of my lower body, due to the fact that i run about 5-6 miles on my full cardio day. The upper body strength doesn't move too fast, because as well as running, i dont do TOO much of it. Try this shit out.
