Oh. In which case, look up a fat loss routine, stick by it. Remember to eat small meals frequently (recommended is six times a day), rather than big square meals. No more soda. As much fibre, greens and lean meat/fish as you can fit on the plate. Pad out pangs of hunger with water. Proceed to work ass off by running.
If you have nowhere decent to run or don't want to run in public, don't think that's an excuse. Buy a skipping rope. Perhaps some bodyweight exercises? And I don't mean crunches or situps, get a pullup bar. It's all about working more than you consume.
Oh, and cut it out with the porn. Jacking four times a day will make you fatigued as hell, and when you manage to curb this you'll probably feel more energetic. Working out will make you a little more focus and help toward the multitude of problems you've listed.
