Hey guysI was just wondering, what's the fastest way to build strength without juicing or using creatine or any of that garbage?I started going to the gym every other day and can currently do sets of curls with 15-20 lbs, a chest machine (psuedo-benching) with 120-140ish lbs, etc..Usually for any exercise I start on a lower weight and add more weight with each set, usually doing 3 sets and ending on the highest weight I can do in a set. Is there a better way to go about doing it?As for protein and that junk, I think I manage to keep up. I eat an average amount of meat and whatnot daily, and sometimes I make smoothies or shakes with soy protein for an extra boost after coming home from the gym or something.

OP, just remember there is nothing inherently wrong with you. All it takes is some brutal intensity and the drive to take yourself away from your comfort zone.

creatine works well it give you the energy to get those last few reps in before failure which leads to more muscle tearing. the only hting you need to watch is that you need alot of water when taking it
