>>34184 its true and it works.. i was eating 5-6 meals a day.. i lost 60 lbs in around 3 months (one semester at school), between the main meals i'd have something like an apple and some whey.. the other meals were something like tuna on wheat bread (no mayo), brown rice, whatever random mixed vegetables they had that day a salad and a glass of 1% milk.. on top of that a gallon of water a day, not counting anything else i drank with meals (water)
food doesn't have to be some special experience every time you have it, its just energy to get you through the day. that said, its fine to treat yourself (limit it to once a week), don't feel like you lost the staying healthy game cause you ate 1 shitty meal out of 40+ in a week.
