Heya guys,
lately I've been feeling very tired for the last few weeks.
I've started sleeping noon and sometimes during the evening and it really doesn't help.
It's not a sort of "I'm going to fall asleep" tiredness, it's more like, my eyes feel like they're half closed and my generally I feel weak.

I've quit the gym about 2-3 months ago (didn't have enough time) could it be the reason?, wouldn't have I felt this earlier if it was?

Try iron supplements? Especially if you find yourself wanting red meat, dark green veggies, or dark chocolate, those are other good indicators.
