i found something that has 4.2 calories per gram of protein, but im not gonna tell you what it is because you're a douchebag and started a thread about calories to protein ratios, then don't name the food you referenced.

The egg whites that I buy have 5 calories per gram of protein, which is pretty fucking good, considering the fact that it's impossible to get any better than 4 cal/ gram of protein.

I don't know about that; I'll either cook them, or if I don't care, I'll just drink them raw. They're safe to drink, since they're homogenized. You can put them in shakes too.

What? Why? Every gram of protein provides 4 calories. How can you get any lower than that?

ITT: A guy who has no idea what homogenized means.

Ahahahaha. Homogenized means that they're homogenous in texture/mixture, and aren't separated or layered. Fresh milk from cows easily separates into cream and milk. Machines homogenize it so that it doesn't separate.

Now pasteurization is the process that essentially sterilizes milk, juice, etc. I'll give you one guess who it's named after.
