I graduated last year, and as such, have not been carrying a rather heavy instrument with impeccable posture for hours on end 4 days a week. This has led my lower back to go to total shit.

How do I get my lower back strength back?

I think "back extensions" are known as "hyperextensions" more commonly.

Also, don't forget SQUATZ, and other olympic lifts.
