Soup /fit/

My schedule is really hectic... so long story short, my only free time is between 6:30pm - 9:00pm. I usually go to bed at 9:00 however and eat when i get home at 6:30. I only plan on working out for an hour sooo...

Can I exercise right after i eat?
Can I go to bed 30 minutes after I exercise?
Should i eat sooner? etc

Don't eat

Look into intermittent fasting. It's basically you fast X amount of hours during the day then eat all of your calories during Y period.

Makes no sense guys. OP isn't having trouble finding time to eat, OP is having trouble finding time for everything else. As long as it doesn't make you puke, you can exercise after you eat, and you can go to bed as soon as you like (although you may find it hard to fall asleep). It's not necessarily optimal, but some exercise is better than none.

I would argue if your doing real lifting you wont fall asleep. Adrenaline.. do you know about it ? unless you're working out to exhaustion.. totally different.

Mm. I get both. WHen I work really hard I can't sleep. Otherwise I sleep like a log.

Running helps me sleep though, so I reccomend that OP, just don't eat to much or you might puke

work out first, then shower, and eat

it helps building up muscle more, especially if you eat a protein heavy meal (aka protein shake)
