IGF-1 from dairy can throw your hormones out of wack. The lower amount of dairy and high amounts of fish oils in the diet in the eastern hemisphere is why they have had much better skin until very recently (since dairy farms have started to spring up)

Yeah, I cut out milk (I still drink a glass of kefir in the morning though). I've also started a face washing routine of liquid cleanser-apple cider vinegar-witch hazel-benzoyl peroxide, and then I drink a shot of the vinegar.

I've only been doing it 4 days but haven't had a single new whitehead. Typically I get about 6-10 new ones every 24 hours.

I exercise daily, never drink milk, get 5-7 hours of sleep a night, take Fish Oil, NEVER touch my face, use both duac and retinoid topical gells at night, always wash with 10% bezoyl peroxide soap, and take 200mg of Minocycline a day.

And I STILL have motherfucking acne.

I do have a substantial amount of stress related to school, hard to maintain that fucking 4.0 for grad-school; also, I noticed my acne got increasingly worse as I started working out -- seems to be the cause: increased testosterone, and significantly increased stressed occurring at the same time (2 years ago).

I'm a college student at the top public university in the world; and yes, 5-7 is huge for me. During midterm season I am lucky to be getting 3-4 a night.

I used to have acne but I took three steps to get rid of it
1.Wash
2.Eat
3. Dont touch.

Step one is to wash, rinse face with warm water to open pores, spread on cleanser gently then wash with bitter cold water to close pores, twice a day.

Step two is better eating, Cut out most sugar and chocolate and start eating typically better things.

Step three is DONT TOUCH FACE.. if you have acne you probably touch your face without recognizing it, it'll take some effort but after awhile you'll get in the habit or not touching.

After those three things mine cleared up and left foreeeeeever.
