Hey, /fit/.
Stats: 6'8, 180lbs. I don't know any fancier measurements. That's a BMI ~18-19, but I hear that BMI is stupid.
I'm a passable runner, to the extent I can run 10 miles in less than 80 minutes. Nothing special. I occasionally do a pansy workout with my roomate's bowflex. Laugh away.

While I am pretty scrawny - and with no desire to look built - I am seriously worried about my diet. I admit I have a real sweet tooth. What would cutting out two boxes of oreos and two litres of pepsi a week do to me?

Two whole boxes? God damn dude.

Probably nothing for you. If you go through two damn boxes a week and you're still fucking as skinny as you are, then yeah.

Nothing wrong. Continue eating oreos and drinking soda. You'll be fine.

in that case, oreos and pepsi are really bad for you. Cutting them out would increase your energy levels, maybe make you lose a little fat (although it sounds like you don't have much to begin with), make your skin look better, shits come out cleaner and better smelling, and make you last longer in bed.

Can't say I've ever had it checked. Might be worthwhile.

I was kinda hoping someone would chime in and say I'd be able to drop a minute a mile or something for motivational purposes, but googling seems to confirm it wouldn't make a ton of difference.
