2 questions about bulking:-What should your fat/carb/protein ratio be for bulking up? I'm 144 lbs. and doing roughly 20/50/30-What are good energy-dense foods for bulking up? I like my peanuts and meat, but I can't gorge on them every day. I eat 5 meals a day and get full very quickly.Pic related (AND HUEG!)
Mix up your food sources. Keep ground turkey and lamb around as well as hamburger. Get some almond butter to switch up with your Jif.Buy a lot of sauces. I can eat pretty much any goddamn thing if I drown it in Sriracha.
You may want more carbs and a little less protein and fat, depending on how your body handles carbs.I do something like 55/30/15 or 50/30/20.
