I've never been to /fit/ before but sup.

I'm a fatty.
I lost a lot of weight really fast a while back, when I had drive to work out, but I've since lost it.
I rarely move, but I eat very light, most of my day is taken up by guitar, and occasional sports, football, baseball, running, jerking off like 200 times a day.
In addition to lifting weights again, whats the best way to drop the weight I added? I don't care about toning or anything, its mostly the loss of weight and addition of muscle, I don't mind being a blob.
Also, i HATE running.
