I know its a meme, but you should do squats. Or at least an exercise that really taxes your core. And by tax, I don't mean the "oh wow i can feel da burn!!" after over 9000 situps, more like the stress of holding 2x your bodyweight on your back and squatting 5x5. Even if you don't eat enough to put on loads of muscle you will define the muscles you have as you get stronger.
