Hey /fit/, I'm about 6'3, 250 lbs, and I've decided to start jogging/walking at least a mile every day. Any advice on how I should advance/better my experience?

I've already jogged today.

Best advise you'll ever get regarding this subject:

DON'T WALK, JOG OR RUN. WALKING IS FOR 50 YEAR OLD WOMEN AND HIPPOS. JOGGING/RUNNING IS FOR PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO GET BETTER, NOT JUST GET SYMPATHY POINTS.

Thanks for the advice fellow anon. I only walked this time because I'm not too used to jogging. Also I have flat feet. Any advice on how to overcome this handicap?

doing SQUATZ with your toes curled up into your foot will develop arches over a period of 3-6 months.
