So /fit/,I'm trying to eat a balanced diet. This, of course, includes fruit, which I love. However, I seem to have some problems eating fruit during the day. I notice that several hours after I eat hard fruits such as apples or pears, I feel really bloated, crampy, and gassy. I also have to shit really badly. With oranges I don't get as gassy, but I'll still have to poop and it will be runny and contain some pulp. Both of these scenarios are highly uncomfortable and inconvenient in the middle of a school day. What's wrong with me?
have you tried pineapples, mangoes, and kiwi? Also, although not fruits, carrots are fucking tasty as a snack. No ranch necessary.

its cos those fruits you mentioned are acidic, either take an indigestion tablet or eat more basic fruits- like bananas
