Hey /fit/
Just got done measuring my body fat, does this sound right?

6'2"
199.2 lbs
13.9% body fat.

My stomach is a little chubby and I have a large thighs/ass.

While we're on that subject, I've started biking 15-20 miles, 1-3days a week with my friend.

I'm willing to do 15-20 a day, or whatever the variant, how fast do you think I'll drop my fat ass/thighs?

It sounds reasonable. Probably can see your upper abs I'm guessing? Not too sound negative but you may never drop your thighs/ass. Some people including myself have a massive lower body. I attribute mine to playing hockey up until sophomore year in college and racing bmx when I was younger. Although I've finally quit, I still do intense spin classes with my conditioning coach and I've yet to see any minimization of my lower section. They just get more solid. Even after debilitating surgeries my thighs have never really atrophied. Mind you that I'm 6'2 210 9% body fat and have been that way for a long time.

Woohboy, that's weird. I played hockey until my senior year in Highschool.

I'd be okay not losing the size of them, I just, can feel and see the fat when I sit down without pants on or when I feel like playing with my fat, lol. I'd be okay with just making them less fatty.
