My friends have a fight club that they do almost every weekend when they get drunk. I never really got into it but I just saw the movie Fight Club (inb4 slowpoke) and now I want to get buff to participate in it. I have one week to do this so I want to get as big as possible in this time. What should I do to get myself going? I don't want to buy any protein drinks or anything, and I don't have any workout equipment or the money to join a gym or anything.So I guess what I'm asking is this: what should I do/eat to get buff from scratch, just using household things.
