Ok /fit/ Sitting at computer and doing nothing for 3 years has taken it's toll and I want to fix that.I'm 5'8" 185 lbs = Short and fat.Most of the fat is in my thighs.My condition is pretty crap, I've started to walk to school.=> 25 minutes and I'm all sweaty and my ankles hurt like hell.What should I do :II don't like gyms because I like to work out alone.And how can I suppress my lust for stuff like chips and candies.
buy yourself a gym and stop buying chips and candy2 birds with one stone
