Hueg amounts of protein and foodz within 2 hours of workout and you'll feel sore a lot faster and get better a lot faster too. I guess you should have flexed a bit more between sets too, and maybe do the last two reps with really slow negative phase.
Also get sleep and don't do the sets all the way until failure (being unable to do last rep). It overloads the nervous system and whatnot, it R poop and can cause BIG PAIN especially if you're not used to working out etc.
