Regarding Sleeping Patterns, Im in a bad cycle at the present.
Bed at 5am, Wake up at Mid Day feeling like shit.
I've found, and this is a personal thing, you might be different that if I go to bed early, as in real early, 8pmish I wake up at 5am full of so much energy it's not funny.
My Body literally wont let me sleep in, I HAVE to go for a jog or something, Weird eh.
