Running Anonymous
Hey /fit/ I have a problem everytime I run some distance about 2 or more miles I seem to "upchuck" into my mouth. I feel like the run is going well..not out of breathe..just running hard..and..then..bam..it happens..any alternatives or solutions? Seriously, its messing up my cardio routine.

I'll post this in here since I kind of have a similar problem.

I don't feel like throwing up, but phlegm gets caught in my throat when I run for a long time (I assume it's because I sweat so much and it goes into my nose making it liquefying it and then I breathe it down), and that makes it really hard to breathe. Is there anything I can do to solve this?

You guys need to both watch what you eat before your run and possibly change your diet entirely. OP I don't have first hand experience with this one but make sure you're giving your meals time to digest before you run or try running earlier in the day (no food or less food in you) and see what it does.>>455427I get this all the fucking time, for me it's either dairy products or too much sugary drinks that causes it.
