sup /fit/I'm a male, 5'6" and 165lbs. I cut down on eating junk food and empty calories a year ago and lost 15 pounds as a result of that. But my metabolism evened out about 6 months ago, and I've been at 165 for a while.Suggestions for best way to lose another 10 pounds and keep it off?
