If you're fucking sitting on the couch all day doing nothing, you will think that you "feel hungry", but most of the time, you're just bored.
Also, get some random low calorie food, something with a shitload of fiber in it. Eat that if you want a "snack".
On a side note, learn to eat SLOWLY, it takes food roughly 20 minutes to feel full. If you eat a pot in 5 minutes, you'll eat it all and will only notice anything when you get to the point where your stomach is yelling at ya.
