Self-defeating? More like self-fulfilling. Cum, as a source of protein, is FREE, compared to having to pay for foods with protein in them, and ingesting your own cum has no harmful side-effects, and you'd just be wasting it otherwise. Logically, it is the BEST source of protein for a male's diet. It's like refusing to drink water because you wanna drink sodas or kool-aid 24/7, because they taste better, but you could be getting the water for free.
