DUDE YOUR ROOM IS LIKE MY ROOM ALMOST EXACTLY
bed same place, same direction, moniter same place, chair same place, blinds and window same place.
you even have the same colour towel and bed spread as me, wtf lol.

by any chance, would there be a closet on the wall infront of you to Your left and a door on that same wall on the right?

also taking pics to keep track, just started.

my only suggestion is, don't use the machines.. don't even look at the smith machine especially [the only where they do squats but the forward and backward planes are fixed]

stick to freeweights for everything, even your legs. squats and deadlifts will be enough of a workout for your legs, back and abs like no other machine or crunch or leg-ups will provide.

I am>>442221, and I haven't gotten into my workout regime yet, I've just been studying up on how to do it properly before I delve in.

and it's really wierd how your room is nearly the exact same as mine.. then again when your room is that small there isn't that many places to put your shit, and there are probably thousands of rooms with windows in that same place. apartment?
I'm trying to fit a bench and a power cage into a room this small.

eat ignorant amounts of high protein foods, i mean just ungodly amounts.

take what you eat now, and in terms of volume, triple it. at least.

you will be amazed at how much food a muscular individual eats in a day.

today i had
6eggs 3 pb toast apple
3 scoop shake with 3 spoons pb
3 big fucking hamburgers
1/4lb bacon 2 cups oats
steak with potatoes and broccoli
2 protein bars
another big shake
and now im having more eggs

no.
an excessive amount of protien can damage your bones too, your kidneys need to process all the extra protien so they need to take in calcium.

Show proof of this bullshit.

You can't because there isn't one real study on it. Not for normal people without already present kidney issues.

whatever new fangled study you want to read is okay, but look at the strongest people in the gym, the most muscular ones, all of them eat high protein diets, fucking all of them.

i wouldn't be surprised if strongmen competitors consumed 500g of protein per day
>> Anonymous
fuck, everything can deplete your fucking bones nowadays. If I listened to you faggots I wouldn't drink any milk, water, coffee, protein or eggs. Go fuck yourselves.

I don't really understand it all myself, but telling a begginner to eat like a mad man is just plane bad advice.
also, my name has been this name from the start, that might un-confuse anyone who doesn't know who's who.

I was just having fun posting pictures of NO U and angry faces.

Useless article is useless.

Eating is the only way to gain mass. Period.
>>
>>442562
mhm, and we all eat
eating a little bit more might make us a bit bulkier
but eating as much as you possibly can isn't safe and won't hugely effect your results
there's a balance.

>>442569
I don't know about that. Some point to the idea that you can only gain x amount of lbs of muscle in y amount of time. And that eating over that is a waste/detrimental.

I've seen people pack on way more muscle than what is the established amount by eating mountains of food.

I've seen people pack on tons of fat with little muscle by eating mountains of food.

The moral of the story is, diet is 80-90% of the battle. If that is dialed in by any margin, training will determine the rest.

if you are a fucking stick then likely, a few extra carbs aren't oging to hurt you, so yes, you have to eat just ignorant massive amounts of food. we are talking healthy AND calorically dense HIGH PROTEIN foods.

like beef, chicken, oats, pb, olive oil, eggs etc.
and putting away a whole bag of chips every once in a while isn't going to make you fucking fat if you are active during the day and train like a motherfucker
