'Sup /fit/?
I lost 10 lbs in one week.
I have alot of excess fat, so I don't think this is dangerous... but should I continue what I'm doing or take it down a notch?

Experts would probably say it's bad for you, but honestly, nothing sucks more than to be excessively fat. It's constant harrassment...

op: I feel fine, I was just wondering if it was bad for someone with excess fat to lose it quickly when starting a diet.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining
but, I want to be safe about losing weight.

10 pounds is a lot, but then again, how fat are you? if you're obese, than i guess its fine since you got so much fat to lose. But you should probably start taking it a down a notch, to allow your skin to adapt and not end up with so much floppy excess skin and stretch marks.

When you change your diet dramatically the first few pounds you lose are fluids. You probably didn't lose 10 pounds of fat. I say keep on doing what you're doing and enjoy the large losses while you can, they won't last.
