Hey /fit/

I posted my lunch earlier on and asked about bulking,

This is my Post-workout meal, (Usually with a Protien shake but i have none left)
This contains-
6 Baby tomatos
3 eggs ( Scrambled with whole milk salt and pepper)
About 230grams of chicken
a Ski yohgart
a pint of milk and a banna

Is this a good post workout meal?

right after you workout is the prime time for protein synthesis, so definitely drop the money on a shake. it's also good for glycogen replenishment, so you can down high-gi carbs. If nothing else, add oats or wazy maize starch to your pwo shake.

not really anything significant for mass. what you posted is better 3-4 hours after working out. before 2 hours after working out is when you should take protein and the carb shake.

You Lifted in the olympics but you don't know the weight of an Olympic bar?

ROFL. win

wtf? the point is, if you want to weigh more, eat more and lift more. i don't care about either of your "olympic weights." Putting olympic in front of it doesn't make it weigh more or make the lift more effective.
