Hey /fit/, I take some fat burners and drink caffeine sometimes. Sometimes I get these funny flutters in my chest, is that a heart murmur? After wards my blood usually feels like its surging. Pumping really hard for 10 secs after that. Was just reading about someone who got a blood clot from taking fat burners...
Might be PVCs. It's like a short spasm in your heart. I wouldn't be taking that shit if i were you.
I get those when I drink caffeine or get stressed out.
I dunno, feels like my heart skips a beat or something. like it beats in reverse or something for a beat or two, one time it was for about 20 secs. that was a few years ago, but i still remember it.
>>238253Yeah it sounds like PVCs to me. I have them. VERY rarely are they life threatening. I've had them all my life and i get them when i'm stressed/exited or have had too much sugar :) If they get really unconfortable, definately go see a doctor about it.
>>238250Holy shit I looked this up, this sounds exactly like what I have. Guess I'll be making a trip to the doctor.
>>238261Like i said above, they are very rarely life threatening, but taking those diet pills certainly wont make things any better.
>>238266I dont even take them to lose weight, just for the energy. But I like drinking energy drinks too :(
>>238270I know it's hard, but try loosing weight the old fashioned way, with diet and exercise. Diet pills + caffeine are never good for your heart and might complicate an existing heart condition.
>>238271Actually I've lost 45 lbs just by eating better, but I've been stuck at 175 for like a year. Just trying some different things.
