sup /fit/

for most of my life i've been a gangly nerd, but lately i've been doing weight training and noticing significant improvements

my shoulder blades, though, have always stuck out from my back in an ugly way- i think it's mainly to do with bad posture. what are good exercises for correcting this?

mine do that too... curious to hear if anyone has anything to say about this

I'm not sure what you're asking here.

You want your shoulder blades... smaller?

You have a posture problem. DO NOT DO heavy exercises like row or pullups.

also pushups. also lean in a corner like pic. not just 10 seconds. hold at least 30 - 60 seconds. adjust arm height. repeat lots.
