At the moment I'm doing around -45 minutes of cardio a day, usually between two machines (rowing/running/stepping/biking)5 sets of ten sit ups/crunches/stretches etc10 arm weights (for both the front and back of them)30 leg weights (for thighs and hips)15 chest weights30 mins of swimming.Comment too long. Looks good - assuming the weights aren't just 15 reps and then that's it. Try a set of 12, 10, 8. That way you can really challenge yourself with weight.Run more. Even if you just add a ten minute jog in.
