Currently cutting, 10-12 lbs to go.
Suggestions for improving workout? Been going at it steady three weeks now.
M: Bench/Incline bench/20 minutes cardio
T: Squat/Quad+Glut exercises/20 minutes cardio
W: Deadlift/Pull ups & chin ups & dips/20 minutes cardio
TR: Bench/Incline bench/20 minutes cardio
F: Squat/Quad+Glut exercises/20 minutes cardio
S: Deadlift/Pull ups & chin ups & dips/20 minutes cardio
Sun: Nada

No supplements/protein shakes or anything, diet is otherwise great.
