Diet/treadmill Anonymous
I was wondering if you could maybe give me your two cents worth of my diet, of course I know i need more fruit and vegies, this is just the start of my healthy eating, and it does differ.

40g Whey protein (low sugar, average carbs, no fat)

Kangaroo meat sandwich (wholemeal)

40g Whey Protein (same as above)

100g Turkey Sandwhich (wholemeal) with Vegemite. Or 100g Ham Sandwhich (wholemeal) with Vegemite.

If those are your typical prepackaged lunch meats, check the ingredients, you may want to steer clear of some of those preservatives.

More fruit, more vegetables, appropriate fats if you can squeeze them in.

Tighten up the sandwiches a tad.
