i rep them out on the leg press. which means my LEGS get more work than your stupid 20rep squats. because of the total fatigue on the body for the squats vs. the isolated fatigue on the legs
leg press > squatz
if you want bigger, stronger legs, leg press is the way to go. more focus, dont have to worry about balance, etc. just pounding the thighs, ronnie C style
