Whenever I use one of these at the gym, after I get up I feel numbness tingling on my balls and schlong. Also I think my ass feels wierd also.

Does this happen with anyone else? How do I prevent this?

No that was not OP.

Srysly never had your balls go numb ever? Maybe your balls are to small?

I had my balls go numb, but that's only when I spend more than 20 minutes on the thing.

its well documented that bicyclists have an increased risk of bad stuff happening to their junk (sterility, etc.)
I suppose ALL YOUR FUCKING WEIGHT concentrated on an inch or three of your genitalia is not good for you.
If you really like bicycling, make sure you use a LARGE COMFORTABLE SEAT.

Cycling underwear. Seen them in a shop once, thick padded underwear especially around the crotch.

also, sit on the back part of your ass, not the front (where you cut off that important penis artery). It might be a little uncomfortable at first, but beats the hell out of erectile dysfunction.

Yes. And make sure the bike is adjusted properly. If you stand next to the bike, the seat should be at the top of your hip bone. The handlebars should be the length from your elbow to your fingertips from the front of the seat. The height of the handlebars is up to you. Higher is easier.
