So i need to lose weight Anonymous
This is me, i am 6'3" and 260 lbs at the moment.

I used to to be at 250 with alot more muscle but that was three years ago when i rowed on a crew team.
before that i was 230 and ran everyday...


now i drink a lot of beer and smoke lots of marajuana leading to much late night junk food eating.

I rode my road bike habitually for years but this year it is broken and without a job to pay to fix it i sit around most of the time here on 4chan.

my girlfriend just broke up with me and i want to be in the shape i was in when i got her.

I've never been a gym goes but i am thinking of starting, i love rowing machines for cardio so thats probably what i'd be doing. Do any of you have good suggestions on what i should do to gain the most definition in the shortest time?

btw, i once lost 60+ lbs in a summer when i was like 15, dropping from 300 to around 240/230.

stomach isn't too bad but my back has a ton of fat below my shoulders

also my legs are in great shape from a life time of biking and luckily have stayed in decent shape even when i've been slacking.
