QFT, I lost 50 lbs about 3 years over about 6 or 7 months and it was relatively easy, just eat healthy and exercise every now and then. Now I'm trying to put on 20 lbs of muscle and it's a bitch. Super hard work outs 3 times a week, and eating till near puking most of the day.
