I am a pretty hevey set guy, but I'm trying to slim down and I have a program thats working for me.
I have shaved 20 kg in a month or so, but the problem, I wanna develop some muscle.

I Don't want to have MASSIVE FUCKING ARMS I sorta just wanna flatten out my chest so I'm thinking working the abs and pecks.

My Questions:
A) What is the CHEAPEST Method for going about this task
B) How much should a person who was looking to burn fat be running (or moving) a week?

cheapest? That would be just training with body, meaning push-ups, triceps dips, etc.
However, two dumbbells are not that expensive either and are better for a start since you can put on lightweight, baby.

I started on 40 sit ups for abs and 40 faux pushups for my pectorials. What else should I be doing?

I have no concept of work out or exercise at all, as an ex-fatty fat fat.
