5'10" 190 lb male broad shoulders with the build to get ripped. But I got the belly fat that I'm struggling to get rid of. I don't want to take away what I can and cannot eat. I've been researching the HIIT stuff and I'm going to give it a try tomorrow. I'm aiming for around 170 just to get some confidence in myself. Any tips before tomorrow?
