What can I fix about my diet so I can really lose weight? Pic attatched is what I had today (the yogurt was one of those Light and Fits that are like 60 calories a container, except I didn't finish it).

I'm a girl, short, BMI of 31.0 (FATTY I KNOW DAMNNIT).

The treadmill says I burned 250 calories today but I don't know how accurate that is. I'm shooting for at least 45 minutes of cardio stuff per day.

How else can I lose a lot of weight?

If you're running every single day then you're just killing your legs.

Losing weight is 80% Nutrition and other small percent exercise.

Bump to 1500 calories and ad some more protein and good fats.

eating good fats helps processing the already stored fat in the body as energy. things like fish or fish oil have good fats. Flax seed are also good.

Take out the Mayo or any sauce/salad dressing.

Use the 'fat-free' alternatives.

2. eat more leafy greens (fiber)
3. lift weights - compound exercises- at least 3 times a week
4. When you do cardio, do high intensity intervals (HIIT)
