Yesterday I woke up, ate some all-bran cereal in soymilk, went to work, ate a banana, and a light cream cheese bagel, I went and worked out my chest, back, and abs, I then proceeded to go home and run 2.5 miles in 20 minutes.
After I got home and took a shower, I ate dinner which consisted of french fries dipped in ranch dressing and 2 hot dogs that were cut open with cream cheese and jalapenos put in them with bacon wrapped around them. They were grilled and put on toasted white bread buns with mayo.

Did I destroy my entire healthy day by eating this crap for supper? I was full by the end and felt like a total fatty.

I have the same problem though sometimes... cramming too much health into a single day and just fucking snapping in the end just to ruin it all basically. Kind of like a rubber band you *almost* manage to stretch around a large object. My advice: Don't overdo it like this.
By the way, bonus points for eating all this shit at the END of the day though. Amplifies the bad effects even more.

Yeah, I know, even when I woke up this morning i felt kinda sick to my stomach.
I knew it was terrible for me, but I just kept eating it, but I figure all it did was cancel out all the healthy stuff I did as opposed to NOT having worked out, run, and eaten healthy throughout the day.
