like 5 years ago i tore my hamstring and my pelvic bone (the circular part named ischium, pic related) broke off with it. lately ive been playing basketball (as opposed to just weight lifting) and it feels like its really getting worked out good! finally...but it also feels a little painful or stressed. is there anything i can take to help my bone/muscle/whatever is going on there heal faster or better? thanks
anyone? supplements or suggestions for healing bones/tendons/stuff?

>>342725protip: youre bones never stop regenerating. if it "healed" incorrectly, it can still regenerate into the proper form, which seems to be the case
