ima fat guy

6' 300pounds
im doing 30 mins of cardio a day on a rowing machine
and my diet is good now no cokes just water and brown rices and beans and healthy meats

anyway

ive been doin this for 2 weeks
i am wondering when will i start to see small changes
nothing big just visible signs and i am also wondering does it speed up once it starts coming off or is it pretty steady

as a former pretty fat guy (258lbs @ 5'11), you won't notice visual changes on yourself, ever. unless you've got pictures. i dropped 60 lbs and couldn't see much of a difference but other people could.

listen to the scale and the way your clothes fit, plus at two weeks you've probably only dropped in the range of 4-6 pounds and thats not going to be easy to see as its a relative drop in the bucket in your case

THIS MAN SPEAKS THE TRUTH. I lost thirty pounds and still feel just as fat (which i am...190). You gotta take pictures to see how much better youve really gotten. i went from 40 jeans to 36. thats another way to tell.

so like when you are losing weight was it at the same pace all the way

or as you lost more did it become easier to burn?

i can show you exactly how it looked. unfortunately i reformated and forgot to back up the first half of this.. i had it charted from 258 to 200 daily.

make sure u are burning more than u are eating...eating healthy is great and all, but control how much u are eating too.
