I'm 18, 234 (Give or take) lbs, Six-Foot-one, with a mesomorphic build about to join the army or navy in a few months. Whats the best way to increase my weight loss? I'm going to the gym about twice a week now, and my routine consists of cardio and weights. Any thing that helps. Kudos regardless. Pic not related.
