Question /fit/. How does sodium make you weigh more at the scale? I made a mistake of eating a can of that Chunky savory vegetable soup last night, mostly because I've noticed that soup has made my weight seem higher than it really was in the past, and because today was my weigh in day. I had only lost a lb since last week, instead of my normal 2 lb. I weigh in normally every week, time I wake up after a piss, so it's not that.
Sodium increases water retention, which makes you weigh in higher.
You retain more water with high sodium intake.
>>115676Bah I lose.
hence, weighing in is for faggots and homos. Unless you're checking yourself every couple months or joining the military, don't weigh yourself like a little girl.
So, there is more water in me because of the sodium, eh? When will it be gone so I can check to see my correct weight?
>>115689anyone?
check the waistline for an accurate asessmentmy weight varies by almost 10lbs on a day to day basis
>>115707I think it's like, two or three days. May as well wait until your next weigh in.
just drink MORE water today, piss it out and when you wake up, weigh in (after taking a morning piss of course)
