Alright, /fit/, this is my first post here.
This is me. I've recently lost about 25 pounds, the muscle that I do have comes from my time spent in a Kung Fu club. I've stopped going there about two months ago and have kept with my regular training regime. I am currently 6'1" tall, 160 heavy.
I've got a couple of questions for you.
The first question is about nutrition. What do you think I should eat, when, and how much with a moderate but regular workout to stay at this weight? On a note, I don't eat any fruits. Never have, never will. I know perfectly well how unhealthy not eating it is, but I just can't stomach it. I've been using vitamin supplements instead.
Second question: How do you tighten up excess skin after losing weight? I've got some in the lower stomach and on the butt right now. It's annoying.

its fat

only extremely obese people develop excess skin after losing weight

Well, that's what I thought at first but then the experts told me it was skin.
It'll be easier if it's fat, I think.

Considering you gained muscle from a martial art and not some kind of crazy bodybuilding creatine cycle or anything odd like that, you'll keep it fairly easily. The thing is that if you're not going to keep up your old metabolic activity level then your body will notice. Kung fu isn't like rugby but i'm sure it stimulated something. Bottomline is that if you notice weight/fat gain and you're not doing anything, stop eating so many starchy foods or increase daily activity. Meat is always good, lean beef, chicken, tuna; all that crap. Eggs with only a couple yokes are good, complex carbs like brown rice or wheat bread will provide your steady energy. The thing is you'll have to adjust your diet to your goals and activity level. If you just want to keep what you have without putting on any more fat (this is the key, you can eat whatever you want, I do, and keep your weight but you may put on some stomach/ass fat and that is a turn off for a lot of people I guess) you may have to decrease your calories. Yet if you're working out and running you'll probably be just fine with your current diet or you may need to increase calories. Regardless make sure you eat.

Trust me, if that's you in the pic you DO NOT have loose skin.

Loose skin is when your fucking depleted sacks of fat bunch up and look like an old grandma's neck. Trust me, I have it on my stomach really bad after going from 260 to 150 pounds. I'm underweight for my height, but my upper thighs and stomach and ruined beyond belief.

I'd KILL to have your body. You're actually normal looking. I need surgery to fix mine ;_;

stop pulling your speedo up so high first. pic related.

then just eat whatever you want. just plan it out. Keep the fat content of your foods to 30 percent or less. The total grams of fat for a 1,600 calorie diet would be 53, for a 2,200 calorie diet the total would be 73, etc. 837 calories of a 2,200 calorie diet may be fat calories.
Don't consume more than 40g of sugar a day, eat whole grain breads, salads, lean meats/poultry such as chicken pork and turkey. If you're doing any sort of moderate to intense cardio your diet should be about 45% carbs, and be high in protein and potassium as well.

That sounds reasonable. Ok.
Will see what I can do about the speedo part, though.
