pull ups. then push ups. add a backpack for weight. pull ups should be a part of every single person's routine. it is one of those few exercises (squats, deadlifts) that works out a large array of muscles effectively.

Basically every calisthenic exercise is working out your biceps in some way. biceps aren't that important though, & if you're doing the right workout, you won't even need to focus on them because they will strengthen from working other things.
