I'm cutting fast food out of my diet. Same goes for greasy crap and all of the sugary foods I usually live on (soda, chocolate, sugared cereals, fruit drinks (not juice), etc). I'm not even eating waffles with maple syrup.

I am now mostly eating fruits, vegetables, Cheerios, peanut butter on bagels, and water. The worst thing I can think of that'll be part of my diet is the salt in a can of spagettios I might have once in awhile.

What should I expect from a month of this radically reduced fat, grease, and sugar diet?

It's zero calorie, but some of the sugar replacements have been questionable. By questionable I mean possibly carcinogenic.

This is a pretty horrible fucking diet. You are worried about stupid little shit like "splenda" when your diet is completely lacking in basic things like, oh I don't know, SOME FUCKING PROTEIN!?!

Seriously. Throw in some chicken breasts or cans of tuna fish every day.

Just try some lemon juice in your tea instead of added sugars/sweeteners/milk.

I've heard artifical sweeteners increase the desire to consume salt, which means drinking diet sodas with meals actually encourages the eater to consume more food.

That might be an urban legend but I'm trying to cut out artifical sweeteners anyway.

Bagels are like 350 calories each and have a ton of carbs and are just lumps of refined flour. Eat some sliced whole wheat bread or multigrain bread if you need bread.
