Hai guise I'm here forto ask kwesshunz about foods.

I am 5'11 & 145lbs (inb4 skinny nerd,fag etc) AND A CYCLIST.

On Mondays and Wednesdays I do a Super Circuit class with a bunch of weird-assed machines and stationary bikes. The machines allow for me to work out basically w/e part I want.

On Thursdays I ride with a racing team, I've only been riding with them 2x since I started, and I keep up. I try not to take the lead pack because I don't know the routes and am not that keen on peloton skills.

tl;dr my weekly routine

Questions: How can I spread out my caloric needs throughout the day at classes to keep myself from passing out during class????

Any recommendations for workouts? I know I should put a higher premium on endurance and anaerobic deficit. I've been looking at planning HIIT for myself.

CLARIFICATION - i'm a dude. i just wanted some cycling/nutrition advice. i have problems staying awake in class after working out in the morning and am wondering how I should eat to study as well as train. I tend to sleep a restful amount (~7-8hrs/night)

General College Chem is tough for me on top of Geography/Meteorology, a couple of weak sauce classes and having a job.

Personally I always ate a ton of power bars when I was cycling. That and 3 bagels for breakfast...

I always stopped by einsteins and had one bagel to start with and then one per class afterward. Top it off with a Chipotle Burrito and you are golden.

Oh no I didn't expect a whole plan, I know the general sort of trends in what to eat etc etc but I was wondering also about how to spread the meals throughout the day when I work out in the morning. I do the super circuit at like 8am and then I have 4.5hrs of class, I just keep finding myself wanting to nap.
