vitamins.everyone tells me even though I eat healthy now I should probably be taking a vitamin daily.. something along the lines of centrum. All my friends just eat junk food, yet they think they can tell me off about something they don't even take? Should I even consider it? Just to complete my daily intakes in case I miss a certain food some days?Anyone else use vitamins? (Not supplements, just vitamin pills (the one with vitaminC, D etc in it).
whatever you do, pic not related(or any pill form)good liquid multi's are the way to go, and even then its debated on how well the uptake is. i would recommend balanced essentials from heaven sent but its kinda expensive(comes out to about a dollar a day).
>>294227hmm a tad expensive but moneys not really an issue for me.you think it's worth it though? Even if I have a ridiculously healthy diet? Or are the pharma corps just trying to get money?the heaven sent ones, are they like made with naturals or something?
>>294227and at 30 bucks a month, i would say go for a greens supplement instead
>>294227hey OP again, just did some research on balanced essentials.. seems like THE vitamin supplement to consider if I consider any.. at least from the others I've researched so far. Thanks for letting me know about it, didn't know it was out there.
>>294232Yeah, I'll prob just stick to the huge amount of vegetables I eat anyways... I'm already paying a shit ton for them monthly and most of the vitamins come in them.
>>294228yep all naturalif you're already taking whey, fish oil, greens sup, and money's not an issue, id say go for it.
>>294236yeah i guess im the other way around, i eat more fruit than vegetables
