Does anyone know any forums where I can ask some questions and they can actually get answered without people giving retarded responses?

Is bodybuilders.com or whatever a good one?

Pic unrelated: but tits usually work well for requests.

I had a question today, asked it, and didn't get a single normal response. I mean come on. I'm trying like hell here but have no other place to turn to when I have a question on fitness. I don't like asking the people at my gym because they're meat heads. I also don't feel right about asking people working out because they don't want to be bothered. So I really don't have anywhere else to turn to when I've got a question.

I went to the gym today and got trained on all of the exercises I can do with free weights. My neck hurts now but whatever.

I've got a list here of like 4 or 5 exercises per day and it's on a three day cycle. I'm wondering if I should supplement running after I'm done doing the weights in order to help burn off the excess fat I've got. I'm 187 pounds and I want to get cut and shed the rest of the fat I've got.

So far all I did was cardio and that worked for only so long. Now I'm moving onto weights because I heard that weights speed up the metabolism better than cardio.

yes, running after you lift weights will help you burn more calories, thus helping you use up the fat. however you might also just run on your off days. Your choice really.

Ok, I have a set of 3 day rotation. Should I do 3, one rest, or 3 then start over 3 more, then one day of rest?

And on my rest day, should I be doing cardio?
