Hai /fit/, Im in need of some assistance.

Im currently 5' 8 and 165 pounds. (Male)
Im a lean/average build and am seeking for something along the lines of ripped abdominals. I do not want muscles that bulge out too much but are defined. I certainly do not want to look like a steroid-pumped muscular monster.

I need advice about possible work-outs (techniques/tips) that I can achieve at home and do not require going to the gym or any heavy machinery. Also tips about changing eating habits are greatly appreciated.

Also I have eastern-european traits if that helps in any way.

You won't look like a steroid-pumped muscular monster unless you... take steroids.

Just hit the crunches and diet + HIIT to dig out those abs.

About the picture you provided:
usually those male models do use steroids or some sort. Ask around at mens health if you don't believe it. If you do want to achieve those kind of results you need to go to the gym, period. There is no way you can achieve something like that training at home. Unless you have all the equipments the gym has.

Got news for you: you won't just wake up one day and go DAMN i shouldn't have lifted that hard yesterday. It takes years and years, if you think you're getting too big then take it down a notch. That said, lift hard, lift heavy, eat big.
