Currently my diet is composed of the following:

- Roughly 95% of food eaten daily: cheerios, raisen bran, and/or mini-wheats with 1% milk
- Other food eaten: oranges, orange juice, carrots

How unhealthy is this?

you should have at least some protein in your diets.
consider fish or some beans if you are avoiding meat
