I wake up early for school and end up dozing in my first class no matter the amount of sleep I get.I DO eat breakfast and DO sleep regularly, but I still doze off!I was wondering if there were exercises I could do in the morning to wake myself up before I go to school. If you're still tired often and actually can't stay awake like that you might have sleep apnea. Go to a doctor.
