ok OP, I'm starting to feel bad for you, so I'll try to give some srs information.
Eating shitty, processed foods that contain high amounts of high-fructose corn syrup, sugar, and sodium is not going to help you lose weight, and it damn sure won't make you healthy.
Combine some daily exercise with 5 or 6 SMALL meals throughout the day. Eating small meals often will keep you metabolism up and running. Skipping meals means that your metabolism slows and begins to catabolise muscle mass. The first thing your body does when it enters starvation mode is to burn muscle as fuel instead of fat, as muscle takes more energy to maintain. So don't be fooled if you don't eat for a day (or eat garbage like the what you've had today) and weigh less on the scales: you're just more fat and less muscle.
key to losing weight is to change your lifestyle by eating natural, wholesome foods, preferably that you prepare from home. Avoid foods that come in packages with cartoon characters on them; avoid diet sodas, but drink water only. Fruits, vegetables, chicken and fish are your best bet, oatmeal every morning for breakfast, running, walking up stairs, biking, etc. will get you looking and feeling good.
