Hi /fit/. I have heard and seen that doing cardio after running out of carbs will decrease muscle mass due to it being used as energy. Im just wondering how severe this is? I doubt its that bad, but even so, I have not done as much running as usual recently. Thanks

no it will eat fat, eat plenty of protein to prevent muscle breaking down afterwards
