I just started my workout!

I haven't worked out for 3 years!

I started off with 60 sit up while making an "L" shape with my legs flat against a wall and my arms straight up.

Then I do 2 different dumbell exercises 20 times for each arm.

And, I ran for 30 min. straight. Started counting as soo as I got my heart rate up!

Grats I am a marathon runner, I do HIIT hill repeats on certain days but for the most part I train my endurance.
