sup /fit/, I'm pretty lost here. I've been burning fat for the past few months by cardio and eating right but now I'm starting to lift and it's been 2-3 years since I've seriously lifted and for some reason I've completely forgot almost everything about it, i guess becuaase even when I was in good shape for sports in high school and worked out all the time in the gym I never was strict about it or laid out a correct eating plan

either way what I'm asking is what muscles are good to work out one day and what muscles can I work out the next?

I did some squatz and a few other things along with my tataba the other day and it fuckin killed me, had to take 2 days off cause I was so sore

also need some good books to read about dis, other than venuto. already read that unf unf

Exercise all of your muscles, with compound exercises, 3x a week. M-W-F are the typical days.
