Your thoughts on meal-replacer, weight-loss shakes?
I understand 100 - 160 calories per 11oz shake is good. Also what what brands do you prefer for fitness and health (EAS, USN, Metryx, Atkins etc.)

Overpriced, and they don't work unless you are exercising too, but you probably knew that. Oats in the morning, two small meals of fruit, and then vegetables with cottage cheese in the evening will be better for you, and you'll shift the mass quicker. How many calories are you shifting with your exercise?

Well, that's a good start. Are you fit or just starting out?

If you are just starting out, you need the casein in cottage cheese to reinforce your muscles. If you skip on this, you'll lose muscle mass too fast instead of fat.

Maybe add some low-impact cardio work too, fat burns more efficiently that way. Add another 30mins at 65% heart rate, you should start to feel results soon enough.

Yes over-weight and under muscled. Ive been doing exercises on and off but I want to start for good and not let up. What do you mean by low impact cardio workout? I'm thinking swimming, right track?
