ITT I want you to post your goals, and how long you are planning to take to reach them. Fitness or otherwise.

put america back on the alpine climbing map. recently america has been in a drought as it comes to alpine climbing. people like steve house and vince anderson are keeping it alive

whether this takes 5 years or 20 years I want to accomplish this whatever it takes. I've spent all the money I ever get on my gym in my garage, and/or alpine climbing gear or literature. Almost all my decisions in life reflect my goal somewhat in one way or another. I don't drink/party/have girlfriends because i believe they could impede my goal.

Call me fucking crazy, and I might burn out but I don't plan on it and when I fucking make America proud I will literally cry for a hour straight

I am training my grip strength for the next 6 months or so. I want to be able to crush small plastic objects in my hand, so I can do the 'ITS OVER NINE THOUSAAAAAAAAAND' thing just like Vegeta.

I recently had two serious surgeries. I'm not supposed to be 100% for another 7-8 months. Recovery still sucks right now. I'm eating better and trying not to get ahead of myself in the gym and slow myself down even more with stupid injuries/overtraining.

This time next year I want to be back to my peak condition from 2005 when I worked out 2x a day 6 days a week and was the shinning light of fitness among my friends and family.

Goal weight: 190-200

Timeframe: 9 - 10 Months

(I have a large frame...I really dont care if I weigh 220 as long as I have an Apollo's belt or a six pack again I'm happy. I really let myself go over the last 5 years.)

Lose 150-200 pounds. Anywhere in there would be cool.

Time frame: Before I start thinking about a nidan test. This could be a while, but doing 1-1.5 hours of cardio three times a week (however long the routine takes me), going to add upper body work twice a week to that.

goals:
body weight: 250lbs

timeframe: 10 years (really impossible to tell as I don't know how tough the strength curve will get a few years down the line)

i.e: Lift 300lbs. on the squat, deadlift, and bench press.

266 pounds 5'11" and female

I want to get down to 150 to 175 (lol... always been fat, need to get down there to decide what I want to be at. I am honestly aiming for a size 8).

I am not setting a goal on how long this will take, because I made a lifestyle change. Whole grains, veggies, healthy proteins, and a bit of fruit and dairy (yogurt) is what I eat.

Exercise: Just get out and move. Enjoy it. So far I've been walking/jogging or dancing (by myself) for cardio, and a small list of bodyweight exercises I do. Stretching every day.

Just 20 years old, I lost 15 pounds over the summer.

I want to gain at least 5 of that back in muscle, and I want to be stronger, faster and have more stamina and agility.

My goal or rather what is considered healthy for someone who is 5'4 is like 120-130.

My goal is to become a professional fighter. I'm literally living at my BJJ school right now - they let me stay and train here because I'm a good kickboxer and I run kickboxing classes at their school. I also have a part-time job, and hopefully before too long I'll have enough money saved up to take a 6-month trip to Thailand to train Muay Thai, and after I get back I'll make my amateur debut.

Seriously, I feel bad for whoever they set me up against.

It's funnier if you do it to someone who's in "better shape than you". Hockey players have no idea how to fight for the mostpart. Just don't brawl like you're on the ice and you'll do fairly well. And they are really easy to goad.
