im slimming down and bulking up for the army. i've always been a strong guy. not cut but strong. but i've also always been sedentary and a bit fat.

i cut out refined sugar from my diet and went on a vegan diet. i've been balancing vegan proteins to build muscle, such as beans, nuts and lentils. i've also been taking multivitamins and eating multigrain bread.

i've started running every other day in addition to my previous routine of lifting wieghts four times a week and fencing four times a week.

now. this leads to a problem

I"VE LOST 11 POUNDS IN 12 DAYS! IS THIS NORMAL?

well i started out running about 20 minutes a day, run walking (3-1) and now im running about 25 minutes a day. i started out running about two miles but now im up to two and a half.

well, i dont know. if you're drinking alot of water, it COULD be water weight. you're body just thinks it doesnt need water right now. theres also your diet to consider.

wtf, mind training? yes, it's all in your mind, then you can even lift 4 backpacks even if you are skinny.
I know what I'm talking, cause I am in the army now, much more muscular than our commander (who is real skinny), but he can lift 4 full backpacks! I mean: WTF? he can lift nearly 3 moar than he weights..:!

and of course steamings does kill some good shit also. certainly better than boiling but still destroys nutrients. if possible eat as much raw food as you can. but good job anon
