is there a natural (and legal) way to not feel hunger? i had once heard eating lots of fiber, but it did not work for me.

The human body should not feel hungry, hunger is there for a reason, just give your body the right stuff. and youre probaly mixing up hunger with craving for food, fatty.

Apparently smoking makes you feel less hungry, I wouldn't bother though, smoking would fuck you up more than eating more high calories.

Eat smaller portions than you do, 5 times a day with a lot of proteins. Then your feeling of hunger will go away.

Eat more often.

Eat lots of fiber and protein.

If you focus on eating 6 times a day (every 2 or 3 hours) even if the meals aren't large, you won't experience hunger pains as much.

In fact, I almost never feel hungry these days, despite eating as much or less than I used too.

i just ate the following
1/2lb of spinach w/oil n' vinegar (hi volume this is like 4cups worth, + hi fiber))
10 oz of salmon (hi protein, hi fat)

eat veggies. you can stuff yourself on most of them. just check their nutritional info.

also drinking hibiscus tea with cinnamon helps me.

Sometimes when you're really hungry your body is craving nutrients, not fat. So eat something healthy. Fast food and processed food literally has addictive substances in it that'll bring you back for more and make you think you're still hungry. Soft drinks or anything with fructose cornsyrup do something that's abnormal with your leptin (the stuff in your body that tells you if you're full), so cut that out too.

I like to get an organic vegetable tray from Safeway and just pig out. Maybe get a juicer and create your own fruit juice and chug that down. All ways to satisfy your hunger.

costco sells a 3 lb bag of shredded lettuce for like $3. Eat it all before it goes bad, then get another. Only eat when hungry of course.

Also, just try a pill. I reccomend amphetalean
