Hi /fit/.

I'm about 5'10", 294 lbs. I'm PIG DISGUSTING and have horrible chest acne and boils. I also hate myself enough to post on 4chan for help.

My diet for the past year now has pretty much consisted of sandwiches, salads, grilled chicken, salami, turkey, tortillas with melted cheese, scrambled eggs, stouffer's steak and cheese flatbreads, sashimi and sushi when I go out to eat with my family, white rice and canned peas mixed up.

Basically... need help with changing diet, and what exercises I should start doing before going to HIIT since I'm so out of shape it hurts to run.

It's mostly gonna be a diet thing at first, just use a calorie calculator, find your maintenance, cut 500, and count your damn calories. That's the only reliable way to do it.

For strength just start doin some damn pushups n' shit

k op i came up with a solution for you. for this you will require water and a FRIEND

wait until the holidays, tell your FRIEND to construct a padded room, with a slot to insert food and water.

then tell your friend to lock you in there for about 6 weeks, and only feed you vitamins and rice and water.

the good part is that it wont seem so bad to start with; no doubt on the second day you will be screaming at your friend to let you out, but he wont because he is your friend.

thats ok i was 300 pounds when i started last summer tho seems you have almost no muscle there, your arms look like shit and those tits are huge, start working with weights just dieting is bound to fail.

ps. HIIT at your weight would be completly stupid, you need to walk and lift weights preferably start doing Starting Strenght coz compound movements will fucking murder you.

walk. ALOT, walk a fuck load for the next 3-4 weeks

your weight will fucking drop off and within a month, possibly two you will be at a weight where you and your joints can handle using a stationary bike, from there on out it's easy. hell it's easy from the walking start

it gets hard when you can't cut off the last few lbs of that body fat to get your abs to show, but thats a year or two down the road for you if you're srs


drink only water and skim milk

eat only lean food(chicken breast, turkey breasts, turkey burgers, lean beef, lean steak, tuna,salmon and talapia) MAKE EVERYTHING yourself.

Get acquainted with those types of lean foods because if you are serious and are gonna stick with it you are gonna be getting to know them inside out for the next year and by that i mean you are gonna be eating that shit strictly

though your body and mind needs 1 cheat meal a week, only 1. dont underindulge and even if you do remember its only 1 meal

if you have a job that doesnt let you do that, fuck the job quit that shit.

also get your carbs in the morning, smaller portion meals. 4-6 if you can. 3 is still ok but make sure your largest meal is breakfast
