I alternate every day between doing:
A) 3 miles of running and 10 minutes of crunches/side crunches
B) Dumbbell squats, curls, pushups and pullups

But I haven't really ever changed my diet, eating like 2000 calories a day, about 80g of protein a day (I'm 18, 5'7", 120 lbs). Am I just wasting my time without changing my diet?

pic related, this and bagels with bacon egg and cheese are like the only things I eat as a poor college student

You'll probably get stronger from the exercise but aesthetic changes will be pretty limited. If you really want to reach your full physical potential you should change up your diet, but exercise without proper nutrition is still better than nothing.
