hey i just did some workout and half way through i was out of energy. I ate a bowl of oatmeal before the workout and drink some protein shake. What else can i do to get more energy?

Don't fap for a day or two. Helps to focus me. Also, some tiredness you can push through. Often I feel like I could go to sleep after my first 2 sets of squats but then I keep going and manage all 5 sets no problems. Does kinda depend what your routine is though, you might have far too long a routine than needed.
