Lately, my sleep schedules gone completely out of whack. I sleep from 6PM-2AM, and then go back to sleep again 30 minutes later and wake up at 5AM.

Specs:

15yrs old, 191.5pounds, 5'6
I've been trying to lost weight (was 210 at the beginning of the summer) and been cutting down what i eat and stuff. Can the sleep thing just be from not eating enough or something?

If you're not eating enough and you are feeling so faint that you can't stay awake at 6pm, then you're doing it wrong. Post your diet i.e. calories, protein, carbs, fat/sat fat per day etc..
