i'm fat, basically. (5'7, 200lbs even) and I'm having to do a mile and a half run soon in like, 10minutes. Not bad for most fitfags, but that's fucking murder on someone who never runs. I've been running the past month, and I can only do like, 5minutes tops. Any ideas/suggestions? inb4 stop eating, run moar.

OP, i'm in the same boat as you.

same height same weight. I can run for like 3 minutes tops.

after that it turns to a jog, then a walk.

60 seconds of flat out fast as your fat ass can run and 120 seconds of walking to catch your breath and repeat until you ahve done 15 minutes

do this every other day for three weeks

Not OP here but i'm the same build as him (i'm like 190lbs 5"7) i'm trying to get in shape for otakon. If i use this method...how much weight will i lose if i stick to this and eat right?

high rep low weight lifting on off days
AND EVERY DAY YOU MUST:
1- no fast food (you will go through withdrawl
2- high protein and low starch
3- fap fap fap (seriously, it releases endorphines that reduce stress that you store in the form of fat)

It's been so long since i've had fast food. :( I'm used to it. fapping's not a problem, and i've been sticking to lean meat, chicken fish etc. sugarfree carbfree energy drinks in the morning, water for working out.

add electrolytes to your water or use some of that gatoraide for proper hydration.
you need 50g of sugar per day for your blood sugar levels to be around 90- 120
