don't get a fingerboard unless you know what the fuck you are doing, it's a grade A way to injure, rupture, bowstring your pulley tendons. I ruptured 3 tendons in my right hand on a finger board because I didn't warm-up properly and now I'm out of climbing and lifting for about 4-6 months, it fucking hurts to squeeze those foam stress balls.
fingerboards are great, but seriously never think you can do more your tendons will thank you
