i think im failing at somthing and i need you help to diagnose it, see my pecks are triceps have gone up a ton but how much i can bench hasent gona up proportionally. im using peck fly as a standard for comparison and skull crushers for tri's. iv gone from 170 to 200 on fly and 35 to 55 on crushers but only 130 to 140 on bench, whats going on? does my form suck or am i just not doing it hard enough or what?
