hey /fit/ yesterday i had basketball tryouts. i am really out of shape. we basically ran for 2 hours straight. anyways, now my foot is fucked. on the sole of my right foot (just behind the toes) there is a really red spot about an inch or 2 around. it is really noticable as it has dead skin around it. and in the middle is clear skin... ? anyway, what is this and what can i do to prevent pain for tomorrows tryouts? and run/jump without any problems?.

also, both my big toes felt like they were broken today when they were running, or just really injured. now obviously there not as they feel fine now, but what was it? and how can i prevent that from happening again?

this is a general question but my legs have been killing me the last couple days (from running @ tryouts), for the next tryout(tomorrow) what should i do to reduce the pain, stiffness im getting? my whole legs kill right now, from my ass cheeks to toes.
