Ok. I'm a chick two.
One - you're working out too much. 2x a day? Only if you're a contest bodybuilder. Otherwise, say hello to overtraining.
Two- 800 calories? 1000? Absurd. Absurdly low. Eat more, but eat healthy. You should probably be in the area of 1400, maybe even 1800, for fat loss.
Three - if you *were* only eating 800 calories daily, would you really be retarded enough to eat 4 small meals of 200 calories? C'mon.
