afternoon /fit/izens

i'm about to go to my local vitamin shop and get some supplements. i've never taken supplements before. what should i get? right now i'm thinking:

multivitamin
fish oil
flax seed oil

multivitamin if your not eating a well balanced diet
fish oil is great, make sure it is pharmaceutical grade so it is certified clear of pcb's, mercury and other nasty stuff.

I also take vitamin e and spirulina from natural sources, check google for why they are good.

thanks brah. my diet is somewhat well balanced, but there are definitely times when i go a couple days without eating any fruits/veg. i'll look into the vitamin e and spirulina.

Get Carlson's Liquid Fish oil w/ lemon.
Get Nature's bounty ground flax seeds.

not OP but i've always wanted to take spirulina. Is there a good brand in capsule form?

flax/CLA/EPO flaxseed oil tabs
'max green synergy blend' powder (w/ spirulina)
max vit-acell multivitamin liquid
