Hi /fit/ I"ve been lifting for a little over a year.the past 6 months I've been really really into it.

I want to change my routine around for maximum strength gains. I want to incorporate more compound exercises like squats and deadlifts.

Can anyone here point me to a good recourse page online? or just post a good routine?

Stronglifts 5x5. Great program. Others will recommend Rippetoe 5x5 or Bill Starr 5x5, which are all great programs, but Stronglifts is good enough for really getting into the groove of compound exercises. They're all barbell and bodyweight exercises.
