/fit/,I just started doing squatz and deadliftz, and I'm tilting forward like this when I walk. What are some good hip stretches you guys do? The ones I've been doing are ineffective and haven't helped me get rid of it.When I pay attention, I can do correct posture, but when I'm not focusing it seems that that's the position my hips want to be in naturally. Before I started lifting weights, this never happened before. Halp
