For some people, it may be the truth. The only thing is that they prolly eat their whole day's worth of skinny people's diet in one frickin meal..... at 10 fuckin PM! I, for one, know far too many people that eat too late at night and also have the habit of playing "catchup" with their meals. These are two major pitfalls that contribute to the problem that is Fat America, unfortunately.
And it's like>>240714said, basically. No exercise. Fat & carbs are not bad for ya, believe it or not. Both fat & carbs end up being energy for your body. The only time they work against you is when you put the energy in the tank and you don't use it. Do some friggin exercises.
