Hello there, dear /fit/. This morning I went for a 40 minute run.

It was my first time in probably a year, since I had been wary of getting back on my feet after a series of ankle sprains and mysterious chronic foot pains which have only recently let up.

Almost the entire run, I felt violently ill. Like my veins were constricting and threatening to burst. Last night's dinner was repeating; I thought I was going to vomit any second and was pleasantly surprised when I managed to make it home without doing so. I also had trouble breathing. I'm not overweight and I don't have a history of breathing problems, but I struggled for my breath and wheezed when I managed to catch it.

I've been home for 35 minutes. Dinner is still repeating, but the nausea and other pains have disappeared. I have a runny nose.

How did I do, Anonymous?

Did I do good?

PS, I am a /fa/ggot and my footwear isn't made for exercise. Please tell me what I should be wearing.

Did you get a healthy dose of my penis this morning?

As soon as I read this I went back over the whole thing, imagining it read by an extremely camp fat guy with a lisp. Then I lol'd.

the sicker you feel the better you're doing.

Well, if it really matters what footware you use get these.

Otherwise just get some really cheap running shoes. I'm being serious about the really cheap part. Those tend ot be better shoes for you than a 100$ pair of nikes.

You did good. It's called "being out of shape". It only gets easier from here.

Yes, you did fine. It's natural for people to feel nausea after their first workout. You need to give your body time to adapt. Keep working, don't push yourself to hard and slowly build up your workout intensity and duration over time.

OP back, thanks for the encouragement. That was unexpected.

So apparently my pic was related?

FABULOUS

I'm actually 5'5", 145lbs, and don't have any trace of a lisp. Not particularly camp either.

ALTHOUGH I DO USE WORDS LIKE FABULOUS, SO-
