hi fit Im on a bulking routine but I felt like shit yesterday and only about 500 cal, i also slept all day.

Should I overcompensate today or just eat my normal 3000 cals.

you should probably eat 5000-6000 cals today then because the body processes food in a linear fashion

just make sure to eat all the extra food right before bed so that your body can digest it and you can lose weight while you sleep...and you know...just have like popsicles between your meals because they're like drinking a glass of water
