Hey /fit/,

I'm a chunky guy, about 5'11'' and right around 250. I don't look like the titanic, and I don't get fat insults when I go places, but I'm sort of uncomfortable with myself.

Mind you, I'm aware 250 is quite heavy, but I am very broad shouldered, heroic jawed, big legged, etc -- so I don't look as fat as say, a nerd who gained a ton of weight.

I'm looking for some basic excersices I can do to drop maybe 20-30 pounds, just to go from chunky to husky. I'm not interested in being hercules, or honestly even going below 200. I was thinking excersize bike for 30 minutes a day, crunches for 10, pushups for 10, and maybe walk\run a mile a day until I achieve desired results?

The only other problem I have is that I do enjoy normal food, and cannot give it up. I won't be caught eating tofu and salad for dinner, because I'm more of a steak and potatos type of guy.

Mind you, I don't go to burger king, or any disgusting shit like that. I just like to have meat daily, because it tastes delicious.

tl;dr -- how can I drop 20 without giving up meat? (specifically beef?)

Don't beat around the bush, you're fat.

The only way to get rid of it is cardio and a calorie deficit. Get googling.

There basicly Only one way to do that, exercise.

The basic principle of Weight loss is Burn more calories then your intakeing.

Calories In - Calories Burned = Negitive Number is What your looking for.

With out changing what you eat the best thing you can do is eat more frequently and have a big breakfast and drink lots of water.

From an exercise stand point you may have to do more then you wanted, but be weary or strength building as that can confuse you as to what you actually losing if your gaining the same weight of muscle as your losing fat you may think nothing is changing.

tl;dr Burn more then your eating, eat more frequently, big breakfast, workout more and dont give up
