Hey /fit/ I need advice on something.

I lead a fairly busy life. Work 9 till sometimes 6 or even 7 at night. After that I have just enough time to make myself food before I collapse on the sofa. I'm not obese nor am I extremely overweight, I'm just really out of shape. I'm not really toned. I've tried going to the Gym at weekends, sat and sunday because thats the only time I really have any free time to exercise. I'm really not getting very many results with this exercise. Mainly me doing about just over an hours workout then swimming for 30 mins before going home.

My question. Should I invest in one of those toning belts to help me along the way?

No, I suggest you invest in a flat bench, a power rack, barbell and weights, cause that's how men do it.
30 mins to 1 hour workout in the evening three times a week will make you feel good again.
