So I've been lifting 4 days a week for about 4 months, shit feels good, but I've been getting tired of it, especially in the cold... and I skipped today :(

Dude's wife died a year before the Olympics, but he kept on truckin' and totally freaked out when he made the lift that won him gold.

Motivates the shit out of me.

"Maybe it's not where an athletes from that makes us root for them.

Maybe it's not the flag on their back, or the anthem that we hear when they win that makes us cheer.

Maybe it's simply that they are human.

And we are human.

And when they succeed, we succeed."

3 Lifting days would be just as effective giving your body ample time to recover. Possibly mixed in with some CV on the off days if your trying to achieve a more "cut" pyhsique.
