Looks good, but here's what I would change:
-Change the chicken to beef or pork. Beef and pork have more cholesterol, which gets converted into testosterone. More T equals more work, equaling better gains.
-Replace sweet peas with a real vegetable, aka something nutrient dense. I recommend broccoli, spinach, or kale/collard greens
-Eat more fruit, especially in the morning. You especially want potassium to help with better contractions for the muscle, and the extra fiber won't hurt you. Oranges, pears, bananas, and prunes are good.
