Yes - breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and it's not one you should be skipping out on when possible. If you want to seriously raise your metabolism for the rest of the day, eat a bagel, wait 15, then go for a run. The bagel is enough to give your body some sugar, but not too much that it won't touch energy reserves IIRC. Have your breakfast after and and carry on with the rest of the day as normal.
It's good that you have a lot of fruits and veggies, but might wanna have a bit less potatoes and up the grains. Your diet might not be the best for performance, but it seems you have enough good habits. Especially with regards to beverage consumption.
