Okay /fit/, it's about time I make my contribution to this board. I had actually already started working out before /fit/ even began, so here's where I've come to in the past, say, 16 weeks.I had gotten fed up being a chubby skinny guy, so I decided to get rid of the chub before adding the muscle, although I had already done some bulking beforehand. Ended up losing 7 or 8% bodyfat and maybe gaining a little muscle. I'm gonna start bulking up real soon now, so you know. Well here's my routine then.Exercise:Monday - Chest/back; about 40 minutes of light cardioTuesday - 40 - 50 minutes of cardioWednesday - HIIT on the ERGThursday - biceps and legs; 40 minutes of light cardioFriday - HIIT on the ERGSaturday - triceps and abs; 40 minutes of light cardioSunday - offThe reason I split up arms was because that muscle group took the least time and I wanted to pair both of them up with other groups that took more time.
