Hey /fit/ folks!I'm somewhat of a newfag to exercise (not a fat fuck, but not really toned and wanting to change that) and I'm looking for some good exercises I can do to strengthen my back and improve my posture. Any suggestions?

Deadlifts and pull-ups are the staples.

when you say back you probably mean like lower back rather than lats i think. just telling people what you mean for you. anyway, best way to improve posture is to do it, dont rely on weights.-fucking perfect posture asshole
