1. Is doing 7 rep sets going to give me a little taste of both size and strength? id like to see both and thats the best thing i can come up with.

2. is eating mcdonalds a good way to hit ur calories and proteins for the day?

If you're getting stuff from McD's or any fast food chain just keep in mind there are a lot of preservatives and sugar and shit they add in that you won't get if you cook from home. Fine for occasion if you're bulking, but McD's will make you quite fat if you eat it too much.

You can get strong eating mcdonalds. But it's almost certain you will get fat. And it IS certain it will damage your health.

Realize though, that 5000 calories from good, healthy food will ALWAYS be better than 5000 calories from mcds.

1.) Yes. You need 7 reps of walking every two weeks, and once you get that down, you're set.

2.) Yes. Eat more and more McDonalds, people do not realize the convenience and nutrition of Mickey D's. I suggest you eat perhaps once a day. Also, drink lots of soda so the acidic properties of the drink can digest the food better in your stomach.
