Hey /fit/, I'm in good shape. People say I move like a pro-athele, but I have on problem. My gut is huge, I have a beer gut.

I can run at a nice pace and my treadmill registers 160 HR for 1.5 hours without me getting really tired (I need a new one, mine only gives you HR and one other thing). Why do I still have a beer belly?

How can I get rid of it? You can see my ab muscles when I move around, but they're under so much fat or whatever else I have in my body.

What do I do?

Yes you can, the gut is only on the front side of my stomach. My sides are pretty good.

Sorry, English isn't my first language. I can give you the muscle names that are covered up and what isn't.
