so I need some advice here

It started out fucked up at 13(lol 60 push ups to impress others lol cant lift 20 lbs swinging it) , but over the years I've gained knowledge on the subject.

Anyways, I still consider myself young and pretty ignorant, but tell me

5 foot 7
165-170 (both scales came out differently)
16 1/2 (I know, I know)

20 lbs (though I've done 25 and they truly dont feel that differently)
12 repititions
7 sets in the span of 30 minutes

30-35 push ups, knuckles (if that even makes a difference).
