/fit/'s thought on chicken tikka masala? I'll usually have this maybe twice a week as a "cheat meal", and was wondering if it should be considered a cheat food... Anyone know if it has a lot of saturated food and all that junk? I usually eat about a small bowl of this with some wheat naan, delicious! Discuss. Pic related.
If you're not cheating yourself on your workout routine weekly, then I don't see how chicken tikka masala could harm you for only two meals as opposed to someone having a "cheat day." If your metabolism is high, fucking eat it.
