Loose Skin Prevention Anonymous

I've been losing weight, I started at 282, and am now at ~243. I've been losing about 2 lbs a week, which is what I've read to be a healthy amount. My goal is to eventually have lost 100 lbs, and I am wondering what if there is anything else I can do to help prevent loose skin as I continue losing weight.

It's only an issue if you drop a massive amount over a short period of time, and i mean like 150+lb in a year or so. From what i've seen quite a few people have had that problem going from 400lb fatfuck to 170lb and its not that big a deal going from 280-180.

Right. Basically the longer you've been fat plus how quickly you lose the weight will determine how likely it will be that you get saggy skin. A 300lbs guy who's been obese all his life will probably have hanging skin when he loses the weight.
