i take 30g divied thru the day for the initian loading phase for a week, then after its 10g a day for 6 weeks then a 2 week break, then back to loading

works wonders, more power, more endurance, much faster recovery i have found, noticed results just after a week too

people cycle creatine because they overload their systems with it, but the truth is your body can only use so much creatine so all that extra shit goes to waste and with time its efficiency will decrease. If you take 5 grams a day your body will make good use of those 5 grams and you wont need to cycle/load anything.

and don't load your creatine, just take like 1/2 a teaspoon for a week

Cycling creatine has proven to be an effective supplementation routine. Your body creates creatine naturally and cycling ensures that your body continues to produce creatine. During the initial loading phase some creatine does go to waste, but your trying to saturate your muscles in creatine so that's fine. Both ways work but cycling/loading is more effective.
