pic slightly related, my cardio workouts twice a week are my rugby practicesi lift 2-3 times a week in some combo of heavy legs heavy arms speed legs and speed armsi need you advice on a good protein shake that i can drink every morning to maximize the effects of my workouts

I use 100% Whey Protein (1 serving from the package) with a teaspoon of creatine. I put this, along with 1 cup of water and a banana, into a blender. It tastes pretty damn good. You can substitute the water for milk if you want.
