Hey fit, Doesn't anybody here workout every day? Im in decent shape and told myself that I was going to take today off because my workouts have been lacking lately. Anyways I feel like shit and want to go to the gym and do some sqauts/run. Im cutting run now and have about 2 more weeks to loose 5 pounds. I think im addicted to the gym. What should I do?

I work out two out of three days, and on the third I rest. But I always want to work out on my rest days. I stretch instead, and that helps me feel better.

I used to work out everyday, but for one reason or another I missed a day. When I went back to the gym, I felt incredible and had one of the best workouts I've ever had. It's important to let your body rest so it can gain the benefits of all the workouts you put into it.

yeah, i workout everyday but only cause I have alot of energy + recovery, never do same muscle group two days in a row though.
