I just started my workout!I haven't worked out for 3 years!I started off with 60 sit up while making an "L" shape with my legs flat against a wall and my arms straight up.Then I do 2 different dumbell exercises 20 times for each arm.And, I ran for 30 min. straight. Started counting as soo as I got my heart rate up!Are you proud of me?
