Hey /fit/ I lost 12 pounds in the last month to bring my total weight to 155lbs I'm 5' 9" should I keep trying to drop the weight or would it be dangerous for me?

Good for you, OP! :D

Try losing more weight if you think you need to, but I doubt you do. Start getting some muscle to fill out and become even moar healthy.

Easy, 30 mins of running, and various machines. I do 50 lbs for each with 3 sets of 27 reps.

I was kinda scared when the weight dropped so fast.

I cut out alot of my foods. No more soda and I ate alot of spinach, chicken, fish. I think I had fast food 5 times this month. kinda wanna cut the number down though
