Posters location? WTF. And oh, well thank you, anon. Well being the fag that I am, I'm an even bigger fag for pecs so I try and emphasise my routine around chest. Here's what I've been doing for past 6 months
+ 4 x 15 dumbell fly's w/ 10KG every 2 - 4 days
+ 4 x 25 diamond push ups every 2 - 4 days
+ ONCE a month, go gym, ful body faggy workout
I'm hella pleased with the fact there is massive change in my chest however I'm looking for ways to fill the valley inbetween them! No idea what to do... And my routine isn't strict, its mixed and liberal but WITHIN 2 - 4 days all the time which is why there is change because it is often, but I'm not going to go out of my way to make sure its specifically ONCE every 2 days, at this time, when its a full-moon, etc, you get me.
