You do have a point. I used creatine and it worked for me for awhile. But after I stopped, my muscles started to shrink a bit. I didn't train less nor did I ate different.
Creatine is a good start for beginners, but for the semi pro's either pump yourself with proteine or the extreme way (steroids) which will make your balls shrink!, since your balls will start to produce less testeron. Since the body starts to receive it artificially by hand.
