how come some supplements recommend so much of the product per serving? I've been using the stuff in the pic, but they say that one serving is one scoop, which is freakin 198g. I mean, I know it's a weight gainer, but still, that seems really excessive. I've been using 20-30g every time I use it. If I were to use one full scoop everytime I used it, I'd use up all 6lb of it in a week. Shit's annoying cuz I don't know what to do!!!

Instead of using shitty overpriced GNC supps with low end protein, here's what you do.

Get yourself some ON whey. Or with what you're paying for Mass XXX, you could get some high quality Whey Protein Isolate. Buy a big bag of oats, mix in a cup of oats with your high-quality protein, and you have a much healthier, perhaps even cheaper gainer product.

I actually ordered 2 5lb tubs on ON whey protein a few days ago so I'll be using that instead of that GNC crap.
