Just wondering what you guys think

For my legs I do leg extensions and squats. I'm thinking of removing leg extensions from my workout plan because I am hitting squats so hard. Do you guys agree?

I think he means full/half/quater squats (how far you lower your body for each rep). But I don't know where he was going with that.

Perhaps one hits the quads especially hard.
