Alrighty so a couple weeks ago I was at my friend's place with a small group of people, and he was annoying me. Usually we push each other around a little. This time I was actually getting angry and I couldn't really tell why. At some point he tried to kick my shin a little and I essentially snapped - Drove my knee into the soft spot of his kneecap, grabbed his arm as he twisted around, and shoved him into a door and dented it. When I stepped away, it was like I was waking up from a blackout except I was actually awake. Very strange feeling. Anyhow that almost happened again today but it was different, I basically felt like I was on the verge of a blackout, and wasn't angry but was anxious this time, and I didn't lose control of myself aside from shaking and feeling like I was a thousand degrees hotter than usual. This is absolutely nothing like me.
I'm not asking for a diagnosis, but more just asking if anyone else has experienced this, and what helped.
Pic related, this was me a couple weeks ago.

You've got warrior's blood, congratulations.

The only thing to stop it is to calm the fuck down when you get into situations like that. Take a few deep breaths, count down from 10 in your head. Also don't worry about seeming suspicious around cops if you don't have anything to hide. You've done nothing wrong so there's no need to be nervous, except if you live in some oppressive police state I guess.

Yeah, I've had this. I always assumed it was just a rush of adrenaline that ends with me doing something ragelike or doing nothing and huddling into a crying mass of my former self. The best solution is just to leave. Leave whatever's ticking you off and take a breather.
You might want to look into getting some help with anxiety issues. Could be recent events in your life are stressing you out or a strange change in your brain chemistry, but counseling might do you good, anti-anxiety drugs maybe if it gets really bad, but at the least you can learn some good coping mechanisms. Plus, if you get questioned by the cops you can tell them you have a diagnosed anxiety disorder and if they aren't pricks they'll lighten up.

You're a kid with hormones, when you growup you'll grow out of it. Keep it up and you'll get the shit beaten out of you and that'll end these outbursts.

I woke up from an "anger blackout" once when I was 15. Choked some kid.

i used to do this when i got into fights as a teenager. it made me essentially a flailing cloud of fists, that were horribly inaccurate, but people stopped fighting me anyways. drugs don't help, save that they make the episodes fewer and further between, i generally let my anger out in the gym.

have a proper organised fight with a friend (no holds barred) and you'll release some rage and also realise that rage blackouts are shit for actual fights, as you'll probably lose. 's why all those zen martial artist types try ever so hard not to lose their temper - so they can constantly monitor and adapt to changing situations within combat.

You lost your temper. It happens.
