>>430693 I dealt with this posture ALOT when i was involved in the performance enhancement field, in fact, i have a degree of lordosis myself. you will find it quite often in lifters, football players, sprinters, strongman (see Phil P. w/out shirt
laughably bad) etc. it almost 'comes with the territory'.
how long to fix it? how long, in terms of time, did it take to 'break it'?
thats a good estimation.
and regardless of what you do 'in the gym' thats only a few minutes out of 1440min per day, most of which are spent making the problem worse, now extrapolate over months, years, etc.
you got good advice so far on 'problem areas' and thankfully, you look manorexic, so its not like you have to work through the kind of hip flexor tightness of a competitive PL or a D1 back.
Now my question. HAS ANYONE WHO HAS THIS DYSFUNCTION EVER SOUGHT PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT AND BEEN CURED? if so, details. Who did you see, for how long? How bad was your problem? And what modalities were utilized to address the problem?
