you would want to stay away from bulking and work out more for clean strength. bulk never helps in parkour. best exersizes whould come from your own body weight because it's natural and gives you a good sence of your own ability, since parkour is 100% about co-ordinating your body movements and such. doing the specific motions over and over and over for a week help; instead of running a course full of obsticles and failing it, try working on one park for a week, or a month, until you pretty much master it. haven't started parkour myself, but I've beeen researching it and getting ready, so I know a bit about it.
as for muscle groups, as long as you're not using a machine and you Are working on your entire body proportionately
also you should eat oatz and do lots of squatz.
