hey /fit/
so i'm around 140 pounds and i want to lose 20 or so.
most of it being on my legs and ass.
i could get rid of it pretty easily, but i'm afraid if i overdo it i might have excess skin.
any tips?

eat healthier, do light exercise, don't overdo it ever because it'll leave stretch marks and be bad for your health and fitness

also there are about 3 threads like this on the first 2 pages alone so try reading one of those, or posting your tits

Cut calories by 500 a day. you'll loose 1-2 lbs a week.

work your legs to tone the muscle, fill out a little bit under the fat so its not as loose.

Girls have it so fucking easy. I can lose 20 pounds easily, but gaining 20 pounds (in muscle) is extremely difficult for me.
