Ankle Injury. No Leg Workouts. Now What? Anonymous
Since I can't do any leg workouts, would it be a bad idea to increase the amount of upper-body training I do? I've just been doing Starting Strength: http://www.startingstrength.net/workouts/

Would it be considered over-training to do, say, pull-ups, dips, and bench presses every other day while my ankle heals? They would normally have at least three days between them, according to that workout.

Pic not me. I'm a scrawny bastard. 5'10'', 130lbs, max 10 pull-ups and 15 dips. Don't know my max bench, as I'm afraid to push myself with that exercise, being the only one who's home when I lift.

Hmmm you can still squat with a rolled ankle, you don't do any movement side to side, you should be ok.

Otherwise, I'd still take 2 days off between doing upper body, you need the rest.
