Are there any dangers associated with using whey powder? I would like to start adding it to food, but I won't be doing much exercising just yet, other than going for walks.

I'm about 100 pounds overweight and I drink a lot. Is this something to be considered when using whey powder?

Why don't you lose some weight first? And you drink a lot? Figuring out whether or not you should be taking Whey Protein is the least of your problems.

It's not worth it unless you're lifting as well.

That's what I'm trying to do. I've started to change my eating and drinking habits.

yeeeeah.....no point in supplementing with protein when you're 100 FUCKING LBS OVERWEIGHT.

Oh gee, maybe you should pick up some creatine and muscle milk too!

Money to waste? Whey powder is cheaper per gram of protein than meat.
