Okay, so to all my fellow /fit/ geeks. What does your diet consist of on a day to day basis as you work out? I need some pointers on what to eat, what to avoid, and how frequent. What to eat before and after a workout, if you take supplements or not, vitamins, fat burners, etc etc.
