Hey /fit/ got a question for you. Has anyone tried this Fluidity system at all? It looks interesting and I want to try it out, but I'd like to know more about it from someone who's actually tried it. I'm trying to develop a more feminine shape, this looks like it might help.

I'm a guy, so I know that's weird. But yeah, any thoughts on Fluidity?

Anything?

Looks overly complicated and expensive.

Avoid gimmicks, work out normally, you can build any shape you want.

Any tips then on building a feminine shape?

These ab machines are just for suckers with poor form. Save your money for a gym membership

What kind of shape in particular? High, narrow waist and full hips?
>> Anonymous
>>37382
Yes, please. I'd also not like to end up with manly shoulders, any of that would be ideal.
>> Anonymous
>>37382
is that even possible for guys?

female hormones!

Is there a specific diet I should be thinking about? I know soy is good for that sort of thing, anything else I should keep in mind?
>> Anonymous
What is wrong with normal exercises like running, crunches, burpees, jumping jacks?

never seen girls become "manly" or anything close.

I'm a guy.

I've tried a similar contraption, and I'm female. It didn't do a thing for me, it was quite complicated and it just wasn't worth the money. My cousin also has one and he spends more time on setting the thing up than exercising itself. It's pretty much worthless.

Well, that settles that question, thank you. now I just have to figure out a more sensible way to become more ladylike.

Thanks for your sound advice, but if it makes a difference; I'm not gay. I'm a crossdresser. Oddly enough you don't have to be one to be the other.
>> Anonymous
>>37461
nah, you're definitely gay.
>> Anonymous
>>37465
Really? I didn't think I was. Either way I'd like to not look like a guy in a dress as much as possible.

(Not gay)

>>37479
you're gay, or a troll gtfo either way.

>>37483
I'm seriously not a troll and it doesn't matter if I'm gay or not. I'm really serious about getting in shape and I'd like to know what I can do to build a feminine physique. Foods, workouts, any thing that can help achieve that. I thought if anyone could help me do that, it would be /fit/. There has to be some one out there that can give me some advice...
>> Anonymous
>>37487
i'd venture a guess that most guys here are trying their hardest to avoid man-tits and wide hips. so, no help here.

So am I really out of luck then?

I'm in here because of shared interest with you, OP. You probably don't want boobs, but you want wide hips, rounds buttocks etc. Right? Well unfortunately, the only way to have those is to be born with the frame. Or hip and ass implants. Lucky for me, I was born with the frame. HAHA!

Eat a low cal, vegetarian diet and don't lift weights -- at all. And by low calorie I mean around 1,500 calories a day. You'll go into starvation mode and consume muscle, becoming skinny and unmuscular. Not healthy in the least, but it is the simplest way to lose muscle mass, and it isn't exactly deadly so long as you get your vitamin requirements (should be easy as a vegetarian).

You'll probably want to do *SOME* cardio, but avoid the rowing and swimming that hits your upper body. Just some light walking/jogging to help you burn off a little fat.

You should lose a lot of muscle mass and become really scrawny. Again, not healthy by any stretch, but it's a recommendation.

Can't believe I'm actually giving this kind of advice -_-

That's not nice. People that are just born that way are lucky. I see guys that have that look, especially here on 4chan, this place was home to legendary traps.

I just don't know how they do it.

Hey, thank you. Every bit helps. There's always someone out there who needs help right? Like me for example. Gotta start counting my calories more closely.
>> MS Gentleman !AtMZKA55Ig

"Born that way" is the answer, quite simply. Traps however, are a different matter. All I can say is ESTROGEN ESTROGEN ESTROGEN. This has some side-effects though, such as Boobs, girly feelings, reduced physical sex urges, and impotence. Go to 420chan's /cd/ if you want to know more about that, though.

>>37530
boobs I don't think would suit me, and impotence? That's a little much. I definitely want to do this though, I may still considering estrogen one day.

>>37525
Let's see; I enjoy walking, and biking is good cardio too right? As for the muscle loss, I have to make some sacrifices, and I think I can live with that. I do practice martial arts, but it's more about focus and control rather than strength.

And vitamins... Oh, how about Flintstones vitamins?

give me a fucking break "hai guise! how do i look like a trap? should i use flintstone vitamins? lulz, no i'm totally cereal!"
>> MS Gentleman !AtMZKA55Ig
>>37565
He doesn't seem like a trap to me. Guess what fuckhead? Some people want a womanly figure, and some people, every once and a while, MIGHT make a joke about their lack of knowledge in the vitamin department. This doesn't make them fake. Calm the hell down. You aren't cool, internet tough guy.

Biking is a great option. Martial arts you'll have to gauge yourself; if you stay too big, you may have to cut it, too.

Vitamins and minerals you'll likely get through your diet. If anything, you might want to consider vitamin c supplements, since you will be under eating, which may affect your immune system response. Other than that, fill gaps where you find them. If you start feeling like ass or your nails or hair get brittle, type vitamin deficiency into google and see what you need to supplement.

uhhh, he SAID he was a cross-dresser who wanted to look more womanly in a dress. which is by definition, a trap. maybe you should read the thread, internet retard.

Well, on that note, I'm logging off. Too those who contributed thank you for your help, I'll do my best.

See you around /fit/
