Hey /fit/.

I'm trying to lose weight and gain muscle at the same time. I've spoken to a few people about it, and I think I've got my diet plan and work out routine worked out.

Just checking with you guys to see what you think. Each week the diet plan will change a little.. But only the main meals (before and after gym).

So basically, it's like this:

Breakfast: 2 slices of toast + 1 Piece of fruit
2-3 Hours later: 2 Pieces of fruit
2-3 Hours later: Nutrigrain bar + 1 Piece of fruit
Lunch: Pasta + Chicken/Tuna + Banana
GYM
After gym: Milk + Re-go, Pasta + Chicken/Tuna
9 o'clock: Meal replacement drink

Have fun with your "OMG I'VE BEEN DOING EVERYTHING BUT I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY RESULTS IN THE PAST WEEK." posts.

How about you do one before the other?

Uhm, I know it takes time to notice a difference...

I don't see what you're getting at there.

2 pasta meals a day = great way to nullify any potential weight loss.

in general, pasta = great way to nullify any potential weight loss.

even whole grain pasta kinda sucks for you.
