Okay /fit/ I am obese, have been since age 13 or so (18 now) and am more determined than ever to start losing fat, but I have no idea where to begin with this. Suggestions for beginners workout, diet suggestion etc

5'11" approaching 300 lbs

start by cutting back on the processed junk in your diet, and take the occasional walk to the shops. if you want to really mix it up, start swimming as well.
at your weight, the biggest gains are going to come from proper diet and mild exercise.

First of all, cut most of the shit in your diet. This includes soda, energy drinks, candy, etc. Drinking shit like soda isn't extremely bad, but don't drink like 8 cans a day, maybe 1 a day, _tops_. Try to eat multiple (4-8) small snacks/meals a day rather than a couple of big ones to get your metabolism going.

Now, do some light exercise like, as others suggested, walking, jogging, bicycle, etc. Try push-ups as well, chances are.. you can't do one. Do them against the wall or from your knees until you can. It'll help with the man-boobs.

And finally, don't be impatient and don't slack on yourself. Don't be a fat-fuck the rest of your life.
