I'm doing it for myself, but I'm doing it with a couple buddies. it was kind of random. My friends got a shitload of equipment in his basement and he invited one friend over and then he invited me over. The other guy is kinda petering out, but now I'm gonna be going over there 5 days a week instead of 2.
It's good to have a buddy with you working out, but don't rely on them for motivation. You have to want it.
