Requesting website with a large list of good free weight workouts...preferably compound with legs or just isolation legs...Also need exercises for my upper body, but I would like to get a better lower body workout. Posted asking two days ago, didn't get very good results.

Hey fatty, don't be upset. I'm not complaining about how I can't gain weight or anything. I'm just asking for some exercises. I'm not going to start eating more until I get back into a routine. I was off a routine of eating 4-6 meals a day with at least 400 calories each meal (breakfast and dinner were higher...dinner usually about 800-1000 calories) and I put on 10 pounds, but I stopped eating like that when I stopped working out because I wanted to change up what I was doing.

I'll explain my weights I have available...I have 1 small bench. I have 2 35 pound dumbells. I have 2 20 pound dumbells. I have 1 10 pound wrist roller.

Well if you're looking for something good to do with those 35s you could do some lunges, which are great. For upper body you could do dumbell bench press, shoulder press, shrugs, bicep curls, bent over dumbell rows...just look on this website for a list of exercises and make up your own routine:

Last night I was just messing around with things and I tried to do dips (but my bench and computer chair are uneven, plus my computer chair rotates...I'm scared I might break a wrist), bench, lunges, calf raises, pistols, dumbell flies...a few more, with no specific reps or sets, just trying things outs.

Googling I found these...

Dumbell Rows (Bent-Over Rows)
Dumbell Tricep Extention (on the bench, I was doing it upright)
Dumbell Deadlift

I'll continue doing bench, might throw in some lunges or possibly pistols. I'll continue doing military press and wrist rollers and curls too probably.

Not sure what else I might add.
