Hey thanks /fit/ really good advice here, I just need to start researching now :)
See the problem I face is about 3-4 months ago I started a gym program, instead of just going randomly here and there, and I didn't know fuck all about anything what so ever, and I was taking a next to nill carb and high protean diet along with the same criteria protein shakes, and going to gym everyday (also cardio everyday).. and well needles to say I put on a little bit of size but mostly just cut up, and I was happy with that but know I am on a new program to try and gain a little size, I wanna try and keep my cut look, I don't wanna be like half of my mates here they are bulky and just look like shit, so I was thinking of trying something like...
Week one: Gym every 2nd day with a bulking protein Every other day cardio and endurance circuits
Week two: Same plan but cut carbs...
Along with this take a fat loss supplement..
I have no idea if this would work, but give me your take on this.
I guess my goal in short is too "gain size but keep cut"
I also realize that this approach would probably take half the time or even 40% slower to gain muscle mass appose to just smashing carbs with gym.
What do you think /fit/ You guys know best :)
p.s. Here is a picture of my awesome mad arse dogs!! yeah one of them has broken front legs lol.. idiot, :P
And yeah that is a joint in my fathers hand (on the left) lol
