hi fit, im really out of shape and i was wondering how to look like ryu exactly in this pic.

currently i am doing
400 situps a day
200 pushups
200 squatts

i also run 8 miles a day and bike an extra 2 each way from work

will i look like ryu soon?

Ryu is actually very proportioned and only takes 5 months to attain that body if your willpower is strong. You're going to have to increase your routine to thousands of reps if you want to reach that goal fast.
