And even if, starving yourself is fucking retard, trust me I've done it, I lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks then gained it all back as soon as I stopped. Even if you don't gain it back, you still damage your body, your metabolism and lose a lot of muscle.

Food fuels and builds the body.
If you eat less, you will loose body mass.
If you lift heavy shit and exercise, you will gain muscle mass and stamina.
