I seriously need help.

I've become self-conscious about my body, a bit too late. I'm 19, about 175cm tall, 68kgs - not fat, but I have absolutely no visible muscles. I've never worked out a day in my life, or did any sports. Also ate loads of shitty food, and preferred coke over milk. Now, it seems I'm stuck with this pubescent shape - my father is 192cm and well built, so it's probably not the genes.

Where do I start if there is nowhere to start? Are thin wrists permanent? etc. etc. Has anyone been in a similar position?

No seriously, I'm pathetically weak. The only girlfriend I had beat me in arm wrestling and she was around 50kgs, never seriously did sports etc.

So my plan is improve a bit diy-style, then go to the gym.

I'm just like a smaller version of him, which actually makes the thing more annoying. If I looked different, it would've been more passable - now I'm 19, and next to him I'm like his 10 year old kid - though the beard helps.

a long term unhealthy diet in childhood and adolescence can do some significant damage to normal growth and development, but you can still turn things around to some degree.

You're going to retain your smaller frame, but with proper nutrition and exercise you can become more muscular and healthy. Thin wrists actually are genetic, but the amount of muscle around them isnt - forearm and grip exercises can make the area look much better even if the actual wrist is thinner than average. I personally have slightly thin wrists, but by working on my forearms its not noticeable, its a much more natural looking taper.

I have a friend who's 6'3'' and both his parents are 5'5''.

Myself, I am a little bit taller than my dad (he's older and people get shorter as they age), 5'8''-5'9''
