I don't eat bad at all, not all the time at least. I don't get fast food. and don't abuse alcohol, don't smoke. My problem is I have sweet tooth.
Despite all that I've stayed the same weight for almost 10 years, when I work out only my muscular mass seems to change. Since I work a lot 9-10 hours a day, I don't have time to run for 90 minutes. Well I'm 6" tall and 200lbs for you people in the US. help me with this demon machine.
