My regular diet is and has been for the past half year or so, a bowl of cereal and a pop-tart for breakfast, some apple wedges for lunch, and then, depending on the time of day, either a can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup or I give my roommates seven bucks and ask me to get what they're getting. Currently drink a couple cans of Pepsi a week, a soda if I go out, and apple juice and nonfat milk. I try to eat sort of healthy because I don't want to get actual fat and there's no place to exercise (we live in a shitty neighborhood and even if we didn't it's like negative a million degrees out)

I eat brunch at around 10. My dorm has a wide variety of foods for breakfast, but usually I eat a hard-boiled egg, a small-ish salad, and some fruit. I am deployed right now, so dropping weight shouldn't be a problem for me. I got 3 months left and should drop to about 220 before I leave. I run a 27:05 5k, which I hope to to drop to a sub 25 minute. Deadlift 335 for 12's, squat 315 for 12's, and bench 225 for 12's. My ideal weight is probably around 200, but it'll take me about 6 months total for that (maybe more). Have to avoid all the shit food at home station when I get back, or I'll just lose everything I gain here.

Run 2 to 3 miles straight, do a set of pullups then a set of pushups(full, chest to the floor and back up, nice and fuckin slow), then run another mile, mile and a half then go sit in a suana.

According to my old drivers' license, I used to be 280lbs. I have no done any working out at all, and have not gone on a specific diet. I mostly just changed my way of thinking, which resulted in a number of small changes.

Notably though, I stopped eating potato chips completely, and attribute a lot to that alone, regardless of what anybody else says. You eat more and more and more and don't don't get full from it, while they're still high in calories.

Possibly not related, but I quit drinking soda and started drinking more water and juice. Anything with 0 calories is not an option (unless it is water).

I don't eat much meat, but I'm sure I get enough. I never eat anything where a bite would be almost 100% meat (just by preference).

For the record, I get called anorexic/etc jokingly and have like no muscle tone. So exercise is skippable if you only want to lose weight, but it would be better with it.
