what age? if you're 25 or under, about 70% of your weight change should come from your diet. Really, just start with some basics, but mainly things that break bad habits. No more junk food, fast food, sugar food, etc. Then we can work on portion sizes.
Since you are categorized as morbidly obese if you are 5'10 or lower(current average), your thighs probably rub together when you run, and you might get to experience the fun of extra stress on the joints. For right now, to start, I would suggest some light jogging/power walking, or things that don't impact your joints as much, such as swimming or flying.
