Stretch marks, /fit/

So yeah, I've got some fresh ones on my ass. The cause? Too much dead lift and deep squat + some fat of course. I'm by no means fat or anything, but I can't deny that my ass is bigger now than before..

What can I do about the marks?

Put that coaco oil or stretch mark cream on them so they dont get worse. I heard it does nothing to stretch marks you have, but will help reduce the ones you can get

So will the laser surgery prevent stretch marks from appearing when I get older?

Laser surgery isn't bad just that it's not 100% sure fire from what I know. Btw, stretch marks are primarily due to hormone changes like what you get from pregnancy or just being someone coming out of teenage years.

No, it just helps the body replace the scar tissue that makes the marbled effect become reduced.

You most likely have a zinc deficiency. MANY people do.

Take nutrition supplements of:
- Vitamin B5
- Vitamin C
- Vitamin E
- Zinc

Also exercise by vigorous walking, dancing, swimming, and stretching can help to reduce the marks.

Its not even a "cure", it wont remove them, just end up with a silvery scar like you do after years naturally. You should count yourself lucky they are on their ass, people have them in more visible places.

Well.. I eat 45 mg zink each day, which is like 3 or 4 times the recommended daily intake.. Also I take multivitamins daily. I doubt that's the cause ..

Yes of course. On my ass isn't a big problem after all.. But I guess in a couple of weeks/months I will have a lot of marks on my arms and chest too I guess.

Rubbing olive oil/ Camillia oil on them, that can help reduce them eventually
