Supplements thread.

I'm currently taking this and NitroTech protein. I've packed on a significant amount of muscle in places where it counts.

Last time I was trying to bulk up I just ate steaks and it worked out fine.

Eating GNC protein powder or the like makes me gag.

Want to test your might? Try this shit. Take 1 scoop of 100% whey protein powder, vanilla flavor, and mix with 8oz of warm apple juice.

I did that once cause I ran out of milk and water. Holy shit.

My supplements are:

Multivitamin
Whey Protein (I usually just mix it with water)

On another note, this stuff is overpriced and probably doesn't do jack for your health, but OMFG if it doesn't taste like drinking liquid sex.

God forbid that you should use tap water!

Any whey protein powders are easy to take, even with water as the liquid. Just make sure to use a blender to get it mixed really well, then chug. Hand mixing or shaking in a shaker = chunky and gross

That is fucking delicious (Banana Creme is the best), because the taste comes from the addition of a ridiculous amount of fat. Not worth it to use on a daily basis if you gain fat easily...

I use a shaker bottle and it mixes fine enough. Tastes best with milk, but mixes better with water and is still very drinkable.

P.S. Fuck tap water.

What? The chocolate version of that brand is fucking delicious.

Suspiciously delicious.

I use Muscletech's Cell-Tech Hardcore in the morning when I wake up, and immediately following my weight regiment later in the evening.

Also with breakfast, between lunch and dinner, and a little while after my workout, I choke down some of MHP's "Up Your Mass" with milk. One of the most powerful protein powders on the market.

I recently purchased Muscltech's muscle-building stack, but it's too much for me to swallow. 3 different supplements, and one serving of each ranges from 6-8 pills. LARGE pills.. It makes me wanna puke. I think I need to cut that shit out..

Just read this review on your supplement, sir, and lol'd. It sounds like this shit is SO cash. But I'm reading conflicting reviews-- some saying it's adding mass, some saying it's helping them lose it. I'm already too skinny and trying to bulk up; I don't want to lose what little fat I have. What does this do, exactly?

lol, review

Anyway, for mass gain, it's used for its protiens and stuff, to build muscle with. For weight loss, it's used as a protien shake for a small meal, which gives metabolism and low calories and stuff

I use Maximuscles Cyclone product. High levels of whey protein and creatine.

Works a treat!!

Alright..I guess what I'm asking is, does it do both simultaneously, or does it do one or the other depending on your routine?

If I use it with regular weight lifting, it'll help bulk me up?

>>1533
How's it taste, buddy?

I got bored one day and mixed my protein supplement into a milkshake. It was delicios.

Supplements?
Well, I use Soy protein (powder), Albumin and Whey Protein (sometimes Maltodextrin). Put them all on a milkshake.

3 times a day. This is supposed to be the way to gain muscle mass, but I don't know ... my gains are going slowly.

I started using Nutrisport 90+ proteins (chocolate of course), major carbs, EFX kre-alkalyn, ZMA and some regular multivitamins about 5 weeks ago. I also started eating like twice as much as I used to eat. And wow, the gains have been extreme.. up like 30% in deadlift, squat and bench, almost as much in every other exercise as well.
