hey /fit/

I'm working out at home and I've got a barbell and dumbells.

Anyway I'm doing a program based around 20 rep squats, weighted pushups, pullups, military presses and bent over rows. I've had good progress with this over the last month.

Problem is I've no squat rack so I'm stuck at doing 20reps at 50kg (110lb). This is pretty much the upper limit I can safely get from the ground onto my back, squat 20reps and get back down again without breaking my neck and/or face.

Where do I go from here? Do I need to join a gym or something now? I really don't want to join a gym for various reasons.

Don't wanna join a gym ehy?
Small penis? I understand. ACtually I don't, gyms are full of fungus and fags.
Get Ironmind equipment, I did. Would the Pillars of Power help you?
I have the bench, rack, pillars, etc. Good stuff.
Squatz!

if you don't want to shell out for a power rack, buy a squat stand.
