What's the most nutritious, low calorie lunch meat?

Choices:
Turkey
Ham
Salami
Roast Beef
Bologna

Feel free to debate on any others you can think of.

Spicy salami is the best TASTING lunch meat, but turkey's the best health-wise.

My favorite is roast beef, but since it's my favorite, I have misgivings about its nutritional value.

you can get lean roast beef which is pretty good, but turkey is a super food for lifting.

Tuna anyone?
>> Anonymous
none. lunch meats contain nitrates

OP here. I'd normally definitely be eating tuna, but since it's usually prepared with mayo and, more importantly, since I ate it every day over the summer, I'm trying to cut back. No mercury for me, thanks.

I don't know, but kangaroo leather is usually considered the best for football boots (soccer cleats in America)

Get real turkey (unprocessed) and slice it up

What's the difference?

What he said.
The kind of meat you slice off the animal yourself is best. Going by health standards, I would personally avoid coldcuts alltogether. Too many are processed to the point of almost zero nutritional value these days.
