/fit/, whats up with this? I've been doing the same cardio routine for a month and a half now. I've been actually doing cardio for three months now, but I built up to doing HIIT for 15 minutes, and 45 minutes of jogging to settle down. I was usually pretty fine for the 45 minutes, and felt good while watching Fresh Prince or King of Queens on TV. But for the past two days, I've been so fucking tired just after 20 minutes, and by the end, about 3/4 of my shirt is soaked, rather then the normal a little more than 1/2. I mean, I could see the damn sweat drops ON my sweat-ed arms. Whats up with this? It was so bad today, that I had to stop for a small rest near the end... By the way, I'm by no means in shape, but I've been losing weight very well in the past three months and I'm quite happy.

Identify what is different from your usual lifestyle. Diet habits, getting sick, weather, drinking, etc... probably will be the factor in it

Hmm. Well, this has been my spring break week, so I've mixed lunch and breakfast together, and had a small fruit snack at around 3-ish. For breakfast, I have two pieces of toast and two eggs and make a nice sandwich, and then have my normal fiber cereal. I only had an apple the past two days, though, for that fruit snack.

Also, my treadmill used to always move when I was running, so I found this heavy metal object and put it on the rug. I guess I'm sort of closer to the lamp, though I've been like this for a week now, and I doubt the little more heat I can feel would make me tired.

really? I've been eating like this this past week since I get up at like 11 am. I normally eat around 1500 calories in a whole day.

The fuck, unless you are a 44yo 5'4" japanese twig woman, you should not be eating 1500 calories. Go use a decent BMR calculator!
