No, it's health. And I'm pretty sure this qualifies as something health-related.

I have them on one arm and all over my legs. I think they're blackheads, and I have no idea how to get rid of them.

I have them too.
What works for me:
1. moderate sun
2. a good psoriasis cream (I use psorelia and rubisan, those are german products though).
3. a medical washing solution, ph 5.5, no shit added ( do not use soap, it fucks up your skin.)
