I'm just wonderin' what your maxes in different exercises are, and if mine are at all decent using this
http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/OneRepMax.html

No this isn't a showoff/look at me be a pretentious jackass thread, just an attempt to see where you all (and myself) stand.

5'9''
180 lbs

bench 255 two reps= 262
leg press 815 lbs three reps= 863
incline bench 200 five reps= 225
skullcrushers 110 three reps= 116
db shoulder presses 160 lbs two reps= 165

Agreed.

Taller people actually have a slight advantage in deadlift up to a certain point.

I think 6'2 is the optimum height or perhaps it was 6 foot, from a leverage standpoint.

No one maxes leg press, they max squats.
No one maxes skull crushers its an isolation exersise
And no one maxes shrugs

The only thing people max are the big 3.

275 bench (with arch), 405 squat, 435 dead

Granted Im 6'1 so bench is somewhat weaker for me and my other compounds are slightly above average

Bench: 176 lbs
Dead: Not sure. Don't have enough weight around to limit myself to 10 reps or less.
Squat: 160 lbs

That's from about 2-3 months work, up from
bench: 88 lbs and squat: empty handed cause weight hurt my knees like hell.

I think I'll be benching over 200 lbs easy in another 3 months.
