hey /fit/ i was thinking is it possible to eat shit food and still lose weight.. say if i was to eat 1800 cals aday of shit food and work off like 500cal every day would i still lose weight.. coz i cant see why not or am i just a tard?? ( if so plz say why)

Yes, and no.

Yes, if there was shit food that didn't have tons of calories. Problem is is that shit food has tons of calories. So you'll find spreading your shitty food out for even just 3 means a day is hard. Suddenly you'll start eating vegetables and lean meats, etc.
