Recently finished hitting my goal of losing 120lbs... im 16 (yes underage b&).

I thought that would be all I needed, but I still have fat... how much more fat will I have to cut to get that shit flat.

depends on your height... if pic is you, you've got a long way to go.

I am about 6'4-6'5, possibly taller because I feel as if I have gotten taller after the loss (probbly because I stand straight now).

you might still look fat in the healthy range if you have no muscle

Fuck if you're 120 and look like that you better lift some fucking weights.

Holy shit how weak you must be.

Is it a fucking strain to get out of bed in the morning eh what?

I do weight training... ive actually not been doing cardio these past weeks, because ive been focusing on getting my flat bench press up... my end goal is to become a bodybuilder.

I plan on getting to 405 fbp by the time I am 17-18.

but i am definitely going to go on another cut

You thought you wouldn't have fat at 208 pounds (even if you are 6'whatever)? Are you trollin' or just dumb. If you've lurked here at all, you'd know how to maintain muscle just fine, and how to properly prevent losing it and good ways to gain it.

not trolling... probbly just dumb.

No, you should appreciate and be proud of your success and continue to work hard. Good job at losing 120lbs, but and it sucks to think you're not done yet after that work, but it's just the way things are. Good luck, and have fun. Look for something you'll enjoy (kettlebell can be fun for some people). If I were you, I'd just look up different exercises, and pick different ones to do each day.

If you're eating protein bars, get off those ASAP. They hardly work, since often times they contain sugar/HFCS/etc etc etc. Or they contain things like aspartame, which has been linked to obesity (that means no Diet Soda either!) And Splenda is a pesticide, so I mean, it might help with weight, but is that really something you want in your body? I suggest checking this video out, and some of his other videos:
