Hi there fit.Got a poser for you fella's.I'm 165, 6' and I could stand to lose 10lbs and gain 15 in muscle.My metabolism is obscene.Materials I have to work with:Full set of dumbbells, a weight bench, several barbells, pull up bar, 20ft vertical 1" rope climb, and ten miles of hiking trail. I can fit myself with up to an 70lb pack.What should I be eating? How should I work out? What system might I find advantageous?
