I think I'm a hypochondriac. More specifically, I worry about my heart more than I should, and it only usually occurs at night. Just feeling my pulse thump through the mattress really distracts me, especially seeing as my pulse feels so fast even when I'm at rest in bed. It stops me from sleeping, and I'm starting to dread going to bed. I've cried myself to sleep some nights, and others I've had no sleep at all. I need to get this sorted.First, what are good forms of exercise to lower my heart rate, and make me tired enough to sleep? Cycling is good right? I get hardly any exercise but I'm still very slim. And the faster the effects on me the better.Second, what methods do you suggest I try to help me sleep? I want to keep away from sleeping pills because I hear they aren't that good for you. Any organic things you recommend?
