Wheat Thin !wqeQ6aYGs.
I've cut my calorie intake from 4000 a day to 2000-2500 a day, and I've gotten really tired all the time from it. What foods would you guys recommend to give me a boost?

I'm getting that same effect from less calories, but ephedrine/ripped fuel helps in the gym...

Eat smaller meals; eat more often. If you eat every 2-3 hours you'll be ok.

I already eat fucking tiny ass meals. I eat five times a day, my second meal is usually 3 or 4 crackers with 2 tablespoons of peanut butter. Surprisingly filling, by the way.

That can't be healthy, how many calories are in that?

I guess I do. So I could eat one of those sandwiches without it hurting my 2500 calorie a day cap?

I dunno about that big honkin' sammich that was posted, but when I was counting calories I ate turkey sandwiches all the time and comfortably managed 2000 calories per day. I even put a little mayo/dijon mustard on it so it wouldn't be dry.

Depends on what else you eat during the day.
With a smaller piece of cheese and whole wheat bread (can't tell what kind it is in the pic), that's a perfectly fine sandwich considering how lean turkey is. It'd probably be better with some veggies on it though.
