Quick Question Anonymous
Right now I run about 4 miles every day and on top of that, my caloric intake is around 1000 a day. In addition, routine exercise (high intensity dancing) and some pushups, as well as an ab workout routine, is it logical to think I will be cutting fat at a decent pace?

No real time frame, I just want to make sure I am doing something that at least has a chance to work

-Thanks

it's actually not me starving myself though. I eat my regular meal schedule and don't neglect food. I mainly switched from high-cal foods to more healthy choices

Healthy choice or not, you are going to shut your metabolism down when eating so few calories per day. Your body will go into starvation mode and then you'll never lose the fat.

Google some website that calculates your BMR. Eat maybe 500 calories less than that.

1200 is the minimum a day. Your body uses 1200cal a day just to work normally. Eat more, make it fruit. FFS eat at least 1700cal. Go to calorieking.com FFS eat properly!

Not eating enough, your body will enter starvation mode and you'll end up losing next to nothing.

Even if you're a girl, which I;m assuming you are, 1000 calories with that much exercise is not enough. Make it at least 1500.

I know, right! What the fuck. People are assholes.

Anyways I think you should eat a little more, you deserve it. I'm the only one of my friends down here that does any cardio at all and I only run 1.7 miles and take in 1,300 calories a day.
