Two months ago i used to have lower back pains because i'd squat with incorrect technique. Sometime, when stressed, or sitting too long, or just walking too long, i really feel sharp pain in my left glute, near my coccyx. The frequency is about twice a week, for like 10 minutes. A painful pulsating feeling.
I never take a week of rest as people usually do when they are injured but i don't think it is an injury that is interfering with my squats.
Given what i said do you think the pain will go away and that i can keep squatting safely? I wanna keep squatting for years..

Get the fuck to a doctor, you don't want to ignore something like that; it could end up being a hernia

No, bro. I had an hernia once on my side. It doesn't compare.

I had a mild injury of some sort while hiking a few months ago. It has taken a looong time for it to go nearly completely away. I aggravate it whenever I do any form of exercise. I recommend getting plenty of sleep, good nutrition, and decreasing the intensity of the workout until it goes away. Also minimize stress. You will recover faster this way.

What do you want to know? There isn't much else to say. The hiking was awesome though.
