anon, I was in your position a few months ago, but I weighed 15 pounds less, had lower body fat %, was older than you, and slightly shorter (5'9"), and it sucked. I was a mess of skin and had a half-heart attack. If you don't do something now, you're going to be skating on thin ice.
I got out of that state and I'm balanced by overeating. Right now, don't focus on going to the gym and shit, but putting on the weight. Once you're a little bigger, then you can work on cutting. Eat like there's no tomorrow on everything you've wanted, but haven't been able to eat.
