HIITmy current work out consists of lifting MWF and Cardio on the off days I want to start incorporating HIIT into my workouts but i want some advice. I want to HIIT on the days i lift weights but i dont know if i would be better off swapping it out for my off day cardio. What do you guys think? Are there any benefits or ramifications to this idea? any help would be appreciated
Go for it. Some steady state cardio is always good for muscle recovery, which you'll need after HIIT.
