I feel ashamed to be posting here

/fit/ please help me. I am 6"2 and I weight about 15stones (unsure of what that is in pounds)

I am flabby, not fat, but flabby. I need to tone up (muscle gain)

What do you reccomend as being the best diet, or can you link me to a site which can help.

diet is really, really hard to regulate, but starting exercise is usually much easier and more rewarding. Start off with something simple yet challenging - so if you live in the city, walk/jog around the block 3-5 times or so for 5 days. Rinse, repeat, go 5-8 blocks the next 5 days if you can. Its not fucking rocket science, its just a simple matter of doing it and building upon it. If you diet you will /f/ail. Once you are in control of your energy needs.. your workout will help determine your eating

I have lost 8 lbs so far in 2 weeks. To you that's probably like 30 pebbles? Not sure.

I do a Zone/Paleo diet. Intermittent fasting also works good.
