I just ate a fuckton of sugar for breakfast. I'd like to burn some of it off as soon as I can, but how long should I wait to go to the gym and not feel sick when running? Also, any other recommendations (e.g. an hero, AIDS, SQUATZ, etc.) are recommended.Pic related.
