Most vitamins are underdosed, most american media is overplayed. Some vitamins you can take 1000% of the daily value and have no adverse problems and some you just piss out. I'm not going to start on which ones would and wouldn't but minerals (metals, iron, etc.) are generally the ones to regulate/watch. Don't be a pussy, you need them just be skeptical and google the shit.
