Well I work as a framer on the construction site, so my days are usually long, 8-10 hours average.
Try to drink as much water as you can to keep your fluid intake up, water lubricates your joints which can prevent injuries during exercise.
Second thing is to pre-pack your meals the night before. Lots of Protein, quality carbs, and fruit/veggies.
The other thing you can do too, is when you get home after work, eat, and go take a cold shower, not a hot one, cold. It will literally rejuvenate your body. Trust me, the human body has a ton of energy left over even after a hard day of work.
