fasting is retarded. Buy some fucking oatmeal and vegetables like broccoli or carrots and celery. Eat oatmeal in the morning drink a shitload of water throughout the day and have some vegetables when hungry. After a while start introducing clean protein into your diet. And do some fucking exercise.

3. Drink only water
4. Run
5. Weight Training
6. ?????
7. PROFIT

Those are essentially the basics of weight loss. Good luck sir, I commend you.

But don't fast, it doesn't work for a variety of reasons that I can't even begin to describe.
