/fit/ I just started working out again regularly.

In years past I have gotten pretty big by lifting regularly, but due to school and other reasons I never really tend to keep it up. So I tend to lose all the muscle I gain, due to having a naturally fast metabolism.

I'm following a new routine this time, tell me what you think.

seems okay, though a few more rest days won't hurt if you're starting out. wouldn't want to wake up with 300 lbs of muscle, would you?
