/fit/'s thought on these? I personally think they're fucking amazing, I do 100-200 a set and it's one of the few exercises I feel FAST.

One of the best ab exercises. With plank and captain's chair, it can only be win.

Be warned, though, you won't get 'revealed' abs without weighted exercises.

Because abs arent magic muscles and they obey the same rules as all the rest your trying to train, if you force them to hypertrophy they will get bigger, bigger = more visable, assuming its not covered in whale blubber.

Its a combination between the two. Sarcoplasmic hypertrophy comes usually around 5-7 reps of 85% max. 3-5 @ 90-95% is for strength, and 8-12 at 70-75% is for endurance.
