Hey /fit/, 2 days ago I did some weight lifting, not a lot (pic related) and I cant even move my arms because of the pain, is this normal? Also, if you have any tip to stop the pain, that would be great.PS:Im not used to do this so that might be it.

let the muscles in pain rest until they're completely recovered, working them out anymore is detrimental. And yes, it's normal... look up delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS).
