Emo diet Motivate Me
Okay. How do you guys stay motivated? I'm overweight, but I feel as if I'm stronger than the average person. But anyway, I can only get motivated by being a raging emo about how fit other people are, but this motivation only lasts for a few days - a week at most- and then I crash. How do you guys stay motivated to lose more than 100+ pounds? (Pic is my ultimate goal)

First thing to do is get the fuck over yourself and realize you're a piece of shit and on the bottom. Now work up.

I'm going to guess why you're crashing:
You consider yourself to be strong, and so you push yourself harder than you should. Because your exercise routine is grueling, you give it up after a few days. After settling into a routine, it should start to feel good and give you energy, not feel like a punishment.

Slow down. It's better to do half the work consistently than twice the work for a few days and quitting.

4chan and COD will still be there when you come back from your workout. you will feel better about yourself if you skip your bullshit excuses and just DO IT.
