ITT: Last meal you had, and last exercise. Anonymous
I'll start. My last meal consisted of two Burgerville cheeseburgers. DELICIOUS.

The last exercise I did was guillotine pushups (where you lower yourself down below the surface of your hands). First set was 17, then 15, 15, 13, 17.

Then I had an oreo for a snack.
Then I had another banana.
My last workout was a 30-minute run.
I kind of want to look like that man in OP's pic.

2% low fat milk with about 2 cups of Cheerios.

Worked most of the day and walked a lot.
My pedometer said I did just over 22k steps.
Seeing as how I'm wearing baggy pants at the time, I usually subtract 2k-5k off that total amount.

That was yesterday.

Today, my first meal (latest meal) was a 6" Turkey Breast sub from Subway. No cheese. Lettuce, Tomato, Turkey and mustard.

Walked 2 miles to get it.

Had a big bowl of oatmeal with brown sugar and honey and a turkey sandwich for breakfast today. Last exercise I did was my upper body routine on Friday.
My diet's great but I've really been slacking with working out. I haven't done any real cardio in about 3 weeks.

Last exercise was a leisurely walk. It's my rest day.

I had a Healthy Choice frozen panini. It was surprisingly good and only 300 calories.

I haven't exercised at all today. Screw you, it's Sunday and I'm filling out my 22nd part-time job application in a row. I'm putting in applications to 25 different places ;_;

I suppose I'll hijack my old high school's track with a friend and do some running tomorrow morning though.

If you can, get the program. It is way better than the site. Though I don't agree with the macro ratios it prescribes.
