itt, you post your meals so far. As of now, I've only had breakfast today. I had some Kashi oatmeal (9g of protein, 7 g of fiber fuck yeah), and half a cup of egg beaters with two pieces of toast. I got more yolk than white today in the egg beaters though, since it's almost out, so I'd estimate the whole breakfast was like 310-350 calories.

It's 4:20pm here. Today I ate smørbrød just like every day.
Breakfast: Two slices of bread about 1" thick, grain. On one, peanut butter and jam. On the other, butter, ham, and white cheese.
Did some manual labor for charity, and then more smørbrød.
3 slices bread. On one, butter, hard boiled egg slices, ham, and white cheese. On the other two, plum jam.
Lunch: Two bowls of cauliflower soup, and 3 buttered biscuits/rolls.

well, this morning i had a bowl of minibix.
it's 3:35 now, and i've had 3 mouthfuls of orange juice since.

It's 3.45pm and I got up at 3. Nothing yet, willl go for a banana and a bowl of honeycrunch corn flakes with lacto-free milk(just preference).

That's 500 cals I think, then off to the gym to burn off about that amount with a 2km row + 12km cycle

Today I"ve only had oatmeal and coffee; so I'll post yesterdays Fixin's.

Breakfast: Two "eggs in a blanket" (Wheat toast, egg and slice of kraft single ontop) and a cup of coffee

Pre Dinner meal: just under a double serving of rice and some lentils

Dinner: Double serving (1 cup) oatmeal and a cup of coffee

Dessert: Cup of coffee and Kemps Fat Free, No sugar added frozen yogurt (curbs all sugar cravings at 70calories and only 5g sugar and no fat)

End of the day I finished at 1100 calories which was odd because I never was hungry.

kashi oatmeal is about 200 cal and the bread is about 100 each..so thats 300 cal not counting the eggs
