sup /fit/ i came here from /b/ ( dont kill me) cuz i saw some thread directing me here ( no not to flame ) but im kinda lazy ill admit it and im kinda more of a sceney kid at school so i dont really go to the gym unless i have to for class.anyway i'm about 6 foot 1 and around 160? my waist is about a 34 when i realized i was outta shape was when i went shopping for shorts and had to get 34's instead of 32's anyway i'd like to trim my waist line down to 32 or so and loose my bellyfat also i wear skinnyjeans but dont feel %100 comfortable in them so i'd LOVE to trim my thighs down too, i dont exercise a lot mostly mountain biking/dirtjumping a few days a week and every week or everyother week i go biking for about 3 hours of (intense) workoutsorry for the essay but any help is GREATLY appreciated
