So /fit/, I need a little help.

For the past 4 years or so I've been a comfortable size 7. I'm happy with the body I have at that size, so that's all good.

But, I moved out in the beginning of June and I seem to have put on some weight - pushing me into a really tight 7, and a good fit at 9.

Believing in myself, all the clothing I bought for this school year are in my normal size.

I have about a week to get myself down a few mid-body pounds - anyone wanna help :o ?

Here's the plans (so far) :

-Only drink water
-Walk for an 30-45 min every morning.

Eat oats.
Eat lean meat.
Eat veggies.

Walk 2-3x what you are now.

Please note, you aren't going to achieve your goals within a week.

You will gain more wait as soon as you stop not eating.

Meh, I've done it before chugging Slimfast powder shit - just don't feel like porking out any money.

Also it's a very small amount of weight > I don't like my jeans fitting too snugly.

To be honest,
It would take A LOT of effort to loose 2 pant sizes in just a week in time.

Not to mention - It'd be very stressful and you wouldn't be getting proper nutrition.

I'm pretty sure someone on here can give you a breakdown of what you have to do in order to reach your goal but it would probably be to extreme.

Hell, I've only managed (in the past) to loose 2 pants sizes in 2 weeks by eating less than then 1100 calories a day and walking about 2-6 miles a day.

It's bad for you and you'll be suffering from side-effects associated with mal-nutrition. (Orthostatic Hypotension is a common one.)

With proper diet and exercise, it'll take you about a month to go back down to a 7.

Stick to 3 meals a day, walk AT LEAST 2 miles a day at a minimum of 2.0 mph stride. I'm guessing you're not a vegeterian so eat about 3-5 oz. servings of meat every meal. 4-6 of fruit and for vegetables about 2-3 oz.

I can actually give you a breakdown of the fats, proteins and carbs you would need but it would require some info on your part.

Mainly your weight and height.

No, it's a disgustingly common typo.

Don't think so; spelling error on my part.
