i'm pretty much grossed out by anything high in sugar, really fatty, or just plain greesy.

coke honestly disgusts me

I have fast food two times a day. Convince me that I should stop and pay twice as much for "healthy" food that tastes like shit.

Healthy food >>>>>>> shitty, greasy fast food

You know you can fit junk food in a diet and still lose weight. Key is moderation.

Same here.

Occasionally I have a cheat day, and I stuff myself so full of junk that I feel even more disgusted.
Sometimes even only one meal is enough to do it.

how about we change the topic to good healthy recipes for food

while I agree with OP that all this lean food is being a little repetitive it doesnt mean i want to go back to shit food
