That bullshit is not hard. Here's what we had to do when we failed a military PT test. This was Monday thru Friday, rain or shine, and we ran for 30 minutes after doing these:

1st Week: 10 sets of 10 pushups and situps
2nd Week: 9 of 13
3rd: 8 of 15
4th: 7 of 17
5th: 6 of 20
6th: 5 of 20
7th: 4 of 25
8th: 3 of 30
9th: 2 of 50
10th: 1 of 60

So the next time you're going to cry about doing your little 100 pushup challenge, try and give this shit a shot. You'll be sore for the first 3 days, but after that it's all gravy.

That program isn't meant for fast results like that. You are supposed to plateau in places. Read the link for even MORE insight.

That sounds easy too.

I tried to 100 push up routine with my whole free weight routine. I think it really helped me get back on track, but it's not a good work out routine. My whole routine, by the 4th week, ended up taking about 2 hours...not including my 30 minute run that I would do. I didn't finish it because I decided I didn't want to waste that much time on it.

I was doing curls, crunches (doubled the amount it said), bench, military press, tricep press, push ups, and wrist rollers...and all of those besides wrist rollers, I was in the hardest bracket for every week.

tl;dr basic military is weak shit. i'd like to try Navy SEALs.
