Alright /fit/

I used to lurk here at the beginning of summer alot. I really wanted to get myself into shape. (5'6 155 pounds) I'm not XBOX HUEG by any means but I admit to myself I have some unwanted baggage. My goal is to be able to look good in a pair of skinny jeans (pic related) I think about 15 pounds should make them look decent

I don't want to become RIPPED like Goku or anything, I just want to get rid of some extra flab and get a bit skinnier. I know that a mixture of cardio and weight lifting is key to losing weight but I want to know if this routine isn't to insane, or is a nice mix of the two.

Monday
Deadlift 5x5
Bent Over Rows 4x4-8
Lat Pulldowns 3x4-8


Wednesday
SQUATZ: 5x5
Calf Raises: 4x8

More Muscle means more calories burned with concludes with fat loss

And bike everyday for at least an hour. That should do it.
