Front plank heels 6 inches off the ground, legs straight crucifix (balance on your ass, lean back, arms out) flutter kicks leg levers crunches oblique crunches bicycle legs straight up, crunches
basically any ab workout for a minute straight, 10 different ones. Mix it up. You probably won't be able to do it without stopping the first several times, but it works. I've got veins popping out of my fucking lower abs now. Shit is awesome.
