I have to work tomorrow at 11:30 am

I was thinking about doing two workouts. One in the early morning and then one afterwork for awhile.

What should I do in the morning and what shoudl I do after work?

I'm 6'0 215 (when I weighed myself 2 weeks ago) and I exercise 3-5 times a week. I just quit smoking (after 8 years) 3 weeks ago so my jogging/running is weak.

It's classier than the skulls you'll eventually tattoo on your chest and back to go along with the tribal band around your arm. You'll cut the arms off of an affliction t-shirt to show them off.
