Hey /fit/ does it matter what time you do your workout? I mean can you get the same results from doing something at night then when you do it during the day?

if your goal is to lose fat then it is better to exercise in the morning before you have eaten anything so you go straight to burning stored fat instead of calories from earlier that day. other than that i don't really know.
