I am healthy and fit young adult.
I swim three times per week and run three times per week. Workout usually every second day..

Lately getting a bit bored of my workout routine and wondering if anybody has anything to spice it up?

Also I am trying to gain strength/muscle in my legs so I can jump higher, I am a basketballer..

any help with exercises appreciated.
