Hey /fit/, first time on this board,

I'm 6'1", 195 pounds, age 20, not horribly obese but a new job that involves me sitting for 6 hours a day including weekends at a computer, and College, which involves me sitting in class for the other part of the day I'm awake, has left me in pretty bad shape.

I'd like to lose some weight, get back to 175 if possible, or less. Does /fit/ have any ideas?

You have virtually identical stats to me (from a month or so back). Except I'm an inch taller than you. Eat right, exercise every weekday until you are really tired.

Doing that lost me 10 lbs in two weeks. Your mileage may vary.
