Hey /fit/ I need some expertise,

pic is my body, now as you can see I'm not super fat but I do have some pudge i'd like to get rid of. What is the best way to trim down?

Cardio. You want to burn fat. It's all very well doing muscle toning exercises but you won't see shit if your BF% is too high. Go running/swimming/cycling.

Meticulously clean diet consisting of lean poultry, fish, almonds, extra virgin olive oil, and green fibrous veggies 4 or 5 times a day for diet. Zero junk ever. Heavy low volume squats, deadlifts, bench/military press, Olympic variations four times a week followed by 8-10 sets of 40 yard sprints. Do this consistently for three to four months and a ripped body is your prize.
