I looking for some protips for that extra edge on melting body fat. I'm doing Crossfit, and supplementing it with HIIT sprints at the track twice a week, and I'm eating five small Zone meals a day. I'm an 18 year old male, 5 feet 8 inches, 160 lbs, 15% body fat. I'd like to cut down to 10-12 % BF so I can look awesome in my tux at prom, after that, I'll probably let myself go back to 15% once I graduate. So, are there any supplements you guys recommend that would help speed up fat loss?

you'd be awfully tiny at 5'8 145ish. try to build some muscle mass instead. you'll look older, too.
