Allright /fit/ ive started to work out & ive gotten muscle milk - heard it tastes the best so for now i dont want to feel like im drinking chalk so is this shit ok or should i switch to something else?

also as being a skinny fag at 5' 7"ish & 130-134lbs should I even bother with even having running in my routine at all?

mm is a standard and long considered form of optimal nutrition by many in the bodybuilding community.

no running. include some high resistance incline or elliptical work in your routines. do these before you weight train as that is better for fitness.
