i made my basement into my home gym, and its perfect for what i do. Have a bench, a decline bench, an incline bench, and an old squat rack that i bought from my highschool when they redid the school weight room. Got a good lifting belt and a dip belt. Got a dip rack that i screwed into the walls, got a pullup bar for pullups, and got some good pads for doing deadlifts and other olympic lifts like cleans and stuff. I dont use a treadmill i just run around my town right now. oh i also got 700 pounds of weight from my school too, and a rack of dumbbells ranging in size from 20-100 pounds. For curls and stuff i just use a barbell, not a pussy curlbar.
Oh btw bought most of this stuff either from my school, or at garage sales around my town. only totaled to about 800-900 dollars over about a 2 year period.
