Dear /fit/,Up until around Middle School, I was a relatively average sized kid. All the sound the weight came on from no where, and I've never been a heavy eater. On top of that, I'm not very tall. Right now I'm 17 years old (in b4 b&, whatever sue me) and just barely 5''7, and around 185-190 pounds. The stomach doesn't bother me alot, as it's not very large. It's more of the chest area that bothers me. I don't have access to a gym, all I have is my bike, and i can do basic calisthenics(sp?). Basically what I'm trying to ask is what kind of workout could I do (push-ups, cycling, etc.) and how much of it would I need to do/how long before my chest starts to look more like the average male my age and less like an 8th grade girl going through puberty?
