Breakfast: Plain oatmeal mixed with delicious chocolate flavored whey protein mixed in a bowl of fat free milk
2nd breakfast (three hours later, too early to call it lunch): Two scrambled eggs between two slices of multigrain toast slathered in butter, Tobasco, spicy barbecue sauce, and sprinkled with peanuts. Also a glass of fat free milk.
Lunch: Packet of honey roasted peanuts, a hot dog, a powerbar, and a bottle of water.
