Hey /fit/ I'm a 19 year old skinnyfag. I'm 5'10/11 and 135 pounds. The only excercise I get is at work(Lowe's) pushing carts and loading concrete into customer's vehicles. Fucking sick of being a bitch. What do I need to eat to build muscle? What excercises and what equipment will I need/would be useful?Included is a picture of what I look like from the side.
Protein of course but I'm no expert
Anyone have any resources for good excercises at least?
