Like many desperate college students facing exams, I have turned to adderall in my hour of need. Wonderful, wonderful stuff for studying and focus, but I also notice jitters and an increased heart rate (amphetamines, duh).

Is this affecting my metabolism in any significant way, assuming I use it for a couple days at a time during the day? I'm trying to be very precise with my in/out calorie balance at the moment.

First off,

YOU IDIOT

second,

Yes, amphetamines sped up your metabolism, and over long periods of time can REALLY fuck it up. My mom used to be as thin as a wafer and once she did speed for a few years straight he metabolism changed and now shes pretty much morbidly obese. Stop fucking around with that shit because it also comes with a happy little side effect-addiction. Speed kills, anon. Pull your head out of your ass before it fucks your shit up.

adderall is okay for wen you need to do lost of work but if you abuse it your gunna get some bad shit coming your way

I have had a few friends of mine die from cocaine and pill overdoses so please just be smart or else your gunna catch a bad case of dead, and all the pills/powder in the world wont help you then.

i prefer the non-failure method of actually putting in hard work for exams, works pretty well even though I'm not even going to use my degree in my future
