/fit/ I moved into my dorm about 3 weeks ago. i live in nashville so its hot outside and i have the air on chilly inside. about 1 week ago i noticed i would wake up in the morning drenched in sweat. my pillow, sheets, cover and whole upper body were dripping.

I tried turning on the air cooler, but no effect. still for the last week i have been waking up drenched in sweat. when i was much younger i had sleep apnea due to swollen tonsils but i had those removed. the sleep apnea would cause me to sweat in my sleep

so my question is this: has anyone expierenced this and if so what should I do?

I drink plenty of water. its not a temperature thing. its something to do with my body

I'd say it's the stress of moving coming out as night terrors that you don't remember once you wake up.
