ive decided to give up chips and cookies and shit like that,and instead eat fruit. but im seriously, after two days, getting tired of all the sweet mushy crap. what else is healthy that i could eat, as a snack, or even a meal when i get ready to eat?

Mixed raw nuts, seeds and fruit. You can find types already made in the health food section of a supermarket. Some have carob chocolate or dried yoghurt pieces or other sweet things to make it sweeter if you don't like the raw stuff alone.

High protein Granola mixed with lowfat yogurt. I can usually find the high protein stuff at my local grocer.

I find this combo to taste great and have good texture because of the crunchy granola
