HALP

Am all out of protein rich foods to consume after my work out. Will milk do the job? If not, what other items I may have in my house can I use?

No fish around here btw.

You need to get canned tuna, chunk light in water. BUT SINCE YOU DONT HAVE IT, just drink a gallon of that there milk, puke, and learn your lesson >:(!!!

Milk is expensive and over half of it doesn't get absorbed by the body.

Boiled eggs, tuna with low fat mayo, almonds, oatmeal and whey cookies. all are cheap and great for this.

eating cottage cheese after you work out is absurd

it takes hours to digest and isn't even a complete protein
