/fit/ I am afraid. I'll be leaving to D.C. in two days and I won't be able to do any cardio really for three days. I do about 60 minutes a day, and 4 miles (just a light jog to not destroy knees). But I'm afraid of two things: gaining weight there because of not being able to eat what I eat at home, and when I get back home, getting the amount of cardio I do now again (I've worked up to this, sounds pathetic, but I don't care). What do you do? My metabolism has probably gone down too, since I only eat maybe 800-1100 calories, but thats besides the point. Can I be assured that I won't at least gain weight and be able to do what I am doing now again on the treadmill upon arrival?

1. Three days of rest is not going to wreck you. It may even be good. Your body needs rest.

2. Holy living christ stop starving yourself man. Do yourself a big favor and eat more.

I made this similar post because I didn't get sufficient responds last time.

I'm going to a nutritionist next week to fix things up. Until then, I'm sticking to what I have, I feel it's best that a trained professional fix it.

He's going to tell you to eat more.

But help me plan a way to slowly get back up. Starting to eat more suddenly with a weak metabolism will cause me to gain weight until it balances out.
