What's a good workout for a HIIT day, /fit/? I normally run HIIT and then do 20 x 3 pushups, then 2 minutes of leg raises. However, I don't feel like I'm doing enough. What part of my workout should I step up, if any? What should be added?

Also, thanks to all the people who answered my earlier questions on HIIT, I'm finally doing it correctly, if I am to trust what my burning lungs and legs tell me.
