I wonder. Will i get an uneven musculature if i do sprints?During curves, we lean towards the inner, we lean to the left.So im supposing that the muscles assosciated with running with a left tilt get stronger while the muscles associated with running with a right tilt gets weaker?!
Not necessarily weaker... they might not be "used" as much as the leaning side. But iunno, i don't know what muscles are being worked while sprinting curves. Maybe run clockwise around the track? lulz.
