17 year old male, 6ft 2" - 76kg in mass. So as you can imagine I'm a skinny fucker. I go to the gym and work out at home but don't feel that there is much in me for my body to turn into the muscle I wish to put on. What do I do?

More red meat? Peanut butter? Am I too younge for weight-gain products like creatin and such like?

(that is me rafting in Bosnia last Summer, still have the same build now.)

You have a normal body. Just eat more after workout.

You're not too young for weight gainer (which is just calorie dense whey, and other ingredients) or creatine (which is naturally found in red meat).

The only thing you might be too young for is Fat Burners and "Thermogenic" stimulants, as they are designed to fuck with your thyroid.
