What's the best way to get those stupid fucking lower abs a little tighter?I used to have like a 2 pack, because I would only do sit-ups and crap like that but then I would still have a little piece of flab in the lower parts, I started doing leg raises and shit like that and lost it. I could probably have a 6 pack if I can find a couple different routines
Lose the fat.Less crunches.
Eat less you fat fuck.
Hanging leg raises. When you've got those down add weights to your ankles. Your abs will hate your guts.You could also try weighted cable pull downs that are a serious core workout in themselves.
