--------------------- As for the exercise part, just do some walking at first, around your neighborhood, at the mall, on your way to the grocery to buy healthy food, WHATEVER as long as your legs are moving. Im not for going to the gym myself, but if youre up to it, it wouldnt hurt.[your progress of course] If you have a vid game system like the PS2, buy a DDR game. Fucking shit works. Fun exercise that you wont get bored of easily. If money is an issue, get a job!!! If you hate where you live, get a mediocre job, save all the money you can, and GTFO of there.
