You can't spot reduce fat, so endless crunches won't help you any more than anything else. That being said, try to reduce your liquid intake to pretty much just water, avoid processed foods, and if you eat meat then eat lean meats like poultry and fish. Also, cardio - the more intense the better. Swimming is probably the best, but failing that biking and running are both also pretty good. I don't know if you're a chick and thus infected by the near-universal female aversion to weights, but if you're a dude try some weightlifting as well - just make sure you're using proper form so you don't hurt yourself.
