Maybe so, but I personally get a huge pump after doing a few sets of upright rows.

Shrugs always feel kinda pointless i must admit, i'm open to suggestions for replacing them

Also i'm back from the gym, did the workout i described earlier, but also threw in some squatz, now my ham's are fucking killing, to the point where some nigga could jack my wallet and i wouldn't be able to chase after him.
