Not OP, but I was wanting to know this too, cause I'm about to move and where I'm going theres an awesome sushi place right down the road, I'll probably eat there a lot. Isn't sushi healthier than a lot of meals though? I mean it's basically veggies, fish, and white rice. By the way, OP, soy sauce is basically just salt, so it makes about as much difference as adding a bunch of salt to a meal.
