SIX PACK! Anonymous
Hello /fit/, I am very interested in a simple workout plan to obtain a six pack.

The 3 main workouts which interest me (which I only found out today) are leg lifts, Russian twists and bicycle lifts.

Before this I was only doing 50 crunches before going to bed.

Picture is what my current stomach looks like - I'm 18 years old.

Doesn't have to be about weight, it's obvious you still have some body fat covering your abs/pecs and don't have much muscle mass. Losing some body fat will help show the muscles beneath it.

its just logic, no matter how many ab exercises you do you wont see them because your bodyfat wont be low enough to see them


either you can spend a few months clean bulking then cut down

or you can cut for about a month(maybe more?) right now so you are at low enough bodyfat for see your abs

now in the mean time have at it by strengthening your abs by doing all those exercises every day, but doing those itself isnt gonna get you to your goal

You have to eat right. I think you should clean bulk and then cut. Google bulking diet plans or some stupid shit like that.

clean bulking would be the best thing to do and will overall look alot better but it will take more time

Actually it is a masculine thing to do physically hard stuff. It's part of our gender roles, and I think has a basis in biology. Men are stronger, therefore it's a masculine trait to do things that require strength. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

Okay, I'm gona rule out you're trolling so yeah.

Basically you are a skinny fat person. You've got no muscle and thats the only reason you're skinny ( as far as weight goes ) but you're muscle to body fat ratio is fucking terrible. In short, bulk the fuck up and then cut. Incase you dont know what this means... Eat clean and alot of meat + lift = get muscle + some fat. Then cut , eat your breakfast oathmeal do cardio 5 times a week and eat less = bam sexy body with your Six packs. Yeah it isn't easy but then again getting anything the easy way usually doesn't work.

In closure you can do your 50 crunches and gain shit or man up and start doing SQUATZ.

I like how you say just bulk and cut like its so fucking easy. OP bulk by using stronglifts + eating 2 grams of protein per pound of your weight a day. Do it for a long ass time (until your faggot ass gains some muscles, which looks like it will take some time) and then CUT.

Come back here when you want to cut and we'll help you. You shouldnt be asking about cutting until like 4 months from now.

OP - you can do squats w/o a bar. Hindu squats, do pushups, and leg lifts. Googe "bodyweight exercises".
But try to get to a gym or w/o at home if you can. it will pay off.

OP here, well I had a mix of oatmeal, raisins, nuts and some other things for breakfast.

Had a glass of Sustagen then went for an invigorating jog. I'm feeling better already.

I'll still need to figure out another plan for other exercises and meals.
