Squat related question.

I haven't added any weight to my squat bar in one and a half week which is bad because I've done starting strenght for 5weeks.

I seem to have trouble getting out of the hole. I have the range of motion described in the pic (maybe deeper) and the lift stalls just after I've passed parallel on my way up and then I have to just struggel for those two next inches until I get past that "sticking point" What's might be tha cause of this stall and this problem? I get this with lighter weights too. It seems that I'm not getting it up and I just slowly push the weight until I get past that point. I'd assume that atleast warmup lifts should go smoothly....
