I'm 115 right now, I've had a bad appetite the past few days.Anyway, I'm trying to reach atleast 135 by the end of this year.I have a gym membership where I typically go 3 to 2 times a week.I have a few protein powders but don't take them habitually.What foods should I be eating to put on the pounds while remaining healthy?Also, I hear my blood pumping in my temples if I'm lying down and relaxed, I'm assuming this is because of what a skinny fuck I am.Pic unrelated, I'm a dude

Eat healthy, eat more.When I was 120ish, all I really ate was a bowl of cereal, snacks two halved sandwhiches, afternoon nsacks and dinner.All it took was more food really.What's your height btw? I'm 5'11 so I was skinny as fuck.

Dude you 5'5" and probably every bit of 15. Stop worrying about how much yuo weigh and start worry about how much you bench....or totaly fuck up your metabolism so you are a fat fuck by 25... whatever works for you.
