Started going to the gym again and I was doing some bench press and now my chest hurts so fucking much, not just the normal ache like I had big trouble sleeping last night I would wake up in so much pain and driving my car is a massive mental strain every time I turn a corner, does any other anon have this much problem with their chest? any advice to stop the pain?inb4 man through it

You could have pulled a muscle or torn a tendon or something cause you forgot to stretch like a noob or overtrained with bad form.
