So I'm planning to start my first week of HIIT today, using a treadmill (can't run outside, mainly because it's fucking freezing but, also I don't want people look at my fat arse run past them).Planning to do a medium jog for about 90 seconds, followed by a 30 seconds. 6-8 reps. Then the next day, jogging for 30 minutes + weights(btw, anyone got any good weight training regiments for losing weight?)Anyway, my main problem is with my diet. I'm cutting out all bread/sugar/etc and planning to mainly try tuna, veggies, and oats. Anything else I should add?
