So ive been eating 3 eggs with 2 slices of brown bread for breakfast the past few weeks, and i only just realised there is 10 grams of fat per egg, FFFFFFF

First of all nothing wrong with some fat, especially if you are bulking you need quite a lot of (mostly nonsaturated) fat.

Secondly WTF??? you call that bulking? 2 slices of bread? TWO? If you want to eat bread instead of oatz you should eat at least 5 or 6 slices.
