greek yogurt is sick try Dannons plain nonfat yogurt it has about 11 gram of protein, no fat per serving. It has that bitter taste too but not anywhere near as dry and thick. I add vanilla. Greek yogurt has much more protein but it tastes like chalky ass.

this is /fit/ dude, we take 5 kilotonnes of glucose before our hourly SQUATS so 28 g of sugar aint gonna hurt us.

also I dont know what you mean by "american yogurt". I went to the store here in the US and saw like 500 brands from sugary stuff for kids to plain stuff with like 2 calories and 0 everything else so I dont know what american yogurt is

also oikos tastes like spoiled milk, same burning sensation and smell. it's probably a similar chemical composition too.

forgot to post the ingredients for the organic american yogurt:
Cultured Pasteurized Grade A Organic Nonfat Milk, Organic Sugar, Organic Corn Starch, Organic Cream, Inulin, Fish Oil, Kosher Gelatin, Vitamin D

Why do I need all that extra shit? I don't need fish oil in my Yogurt nor do I need extra sugar, corn starch, gelatin? don't call people fags when you don't know bollocks

Whats the deal with this stuff. I have had plain yogurt before, its kinda sour but no biggie, I can eat it, usually goes with cucumber and mint to make dip/side dish. Dont see why you would eat it by itself.

Plain Yogurt
Tuna
Mustard

Makes a cheap and yummy (if you like a strong mustard flavor) tuna salad. Add any other things you like in your tuna salad.

Walmart Brand (GV) Plain Nonfat Yogurt

1 cup has 120 calories with 18 grams Carbs and 12 grams Protein. Ingredients are cultured pasteurized nonfat milk, tapioca starch, pectin (stuff you use to make jelly), active cultures of bacteria.

Is there a brand better for you than this? I never knew there was that much difference between plain yogurt brands...

Greek Yogurt isn't exclusive to Greeks, you idiot.
Greek Yogurt refers to to any yogurt which has been strained in a cloth or paper bag or filter.
It's just strained and enriched yogurt.

There can be American Greek Yogurt, you dunce.
