sup anon, first i will give you applause anon, for finally getting off your fat ass and doing something about your body, well done. Now, your routine: Its ok, but i recommend you to count the amount of sat fats and sodium in what your eating also; cut out all the unessceary crap and add more lean protiens and veggies. The cardio aspect is great; but i gurantee you are going to stray away from it time to time, which is understandable. Try to incorporate some weight traning, so u lose more fat while gaining muscle.
