Hi /fit/. I need to looks as much weight as is humanly possibly in the next 5 or 6 weeks for an important event I'm going to. I'm female, 20-something, and about 200lbs. I don't particularly care how healthy it is as it's only short-term and I cant lose weight in a healthy way afterwards.

And don't forget to not eat.

Since this is supposed to be a health and fitness board, I suggest you kindly get the fuck off.

Why? Are you some kind of fetish model or spokesperson for a fatty advocacy group?

Look up crash diets. Here's my favorite though:

Breakfast - Special K and skim milk
Lunch - Lean Cuisine
Dinner - Special K and skim milk

Lunch and dinner are interchangeable. I like this one because it doesn't feel like you're absolutely starving. Also check out something called "The 3-Day Diet" and just extend it for as long as you need to.

Try and get in as much cardio as you can - Running is the best for weight loss. If you're really out of shape and can't run, just walk for long distances (there's a lake near my house that's 9 miles around, it's great for walking around when I get in a situation like yours.)

Keep in mind that when you gain all this weight back, you're gonna gain it back FAST and it's gonna be all fat and you'll be in the worst shape of your life.

Atkins is the way to go if you're a fatty that needs to lose weight fast. Don't forget to exercise.

The fastest (but not the safest) way to lose weight, of course, is to lie in your bed with a huge jug of water and nothing else for about 4-5 days. Aside from going to the toilet and bathing yourself (remember to use lukewarm water, hot water will make you faint), you should never move about too much, because it will actually make you collapse. As you lie in bed, you will sleep more often, and that will curb your appetite.

veganism and meth.

this is the only way.
