alright /fit/.i've been lurking for a while and you've inspired me to get back to my high school weight. I'm 190 and 5'11 and because of my weight distribution, i think mainly it's gain because of shit diet and the fact that I never move. I code for a living so I spend most of my time sitting on my ass.I have a recumbent stationary bike at my disposal and i plan on picking up some free weights soon. So I plan on starting with a half hour of cycling a day, up to an hour daily - question one - is it better to do one continuous hour or two half hours one in the morning and one in the night? also, should i eat before or after i exercise?due to my work constraints i rarely have time to prepare meals so my dietary concerns are - is it better to skip a meal than eat fast food? i assume going to a better restaurant and ordering meals i would cook for myself is the same thing right? (meat and veggies, no breads/potatoes/desserts/sauces).lastly, where can i find some good resources on calculating my caloric goals, or just raw data, since i could just code something up myselfthanks for reading

You still need the calories. My suggestion would be to order a single hamburger and eat only half of it. Cut down portion size.
