Halp!

No matter what I do I can't lose fat and gain muscle at the same time.

If I eat in the 1400-1800 calories a day range I lose fat and muscle slowly.
If I eat in the 1900-2300 Calories a day my bodyfat slightly goes up and my strength increases go up slightly.
If I eat 2400+ calories a day I gain fat and muscle increases moderately.

6'6 220. what do I do?

By eating properly, at the right times and just enough to fuel their muscle growth.
