I'm 6'5" (not lying like alot of /fit/ers) and 235 lbs, mostly fat.

Is running 2 miles, fast paced walking another mile then slow walking for 15 minutes twice per week a good enough workout routine? I'm thinking of adding in 100 squats per day as well.

I just don't feel like twice a week is enough, but I really don't have enough time to go more often than that.

Any advice would be great.

Make time. Go 3x per week.

OP, if you can keep up that routine for a year, paired with eating well, I'd say it's fine for moderate-paced weight loss. Whether it's 'good enough' really depends on your goals.

While I find it hard you can run for two miles at your weight as I used to be 260 a few years ago I'll bite.

This alone will not do all that much, the squats will also help but do you best to make this three time a week.

The reason I said it may not do much is you did not mention a diet, those two things alone will help you lose some weight but you will plateau very quickly without a proper diet of some kind.
