DRAGONFORCE!!
I lift weights and tear down wall with them.

My Ipod on shuffle. One song will be some lupe fiasco, next song will be slipknot wait and bleed. I like to mix it up. Used to listen to metal while lifting but I realized it made me too mad and would often focus on lifting too much with shit form.

FLIRT WITH THE HOODRATS THEN POP BOTTLES

actually while lifting I don't listen to anything, and when doing cardio I generally always listen to the same thing

LCD soundsystem 45 minute nike thing during cardio = da bess
>> Anonymous
pretty much any simple rhythm metal or electro. psy/goa trance is good for keeping pace. as is most all (non-progressive/technical) metal.

stuff to stay away from musically while running would be anything with odd time signatures.

as much as i love venetian snares and meshuggah, those 7/4 time signatures have damn near caused me to hyperextend my knee on a treadmill.
>> Anonymous
Little of everything mix.

Everything from Eurobeat to DDR tracks to Danzig to Kanye.

Anything too fast/heavy messes up my concentration/form.
>> Anonymous
Either hip hop or sappy Chinese songs. The emotion makes me lift 100x more powerfully.
>> Anonymous
>>254181

I don't know if you're trolling but next deadlift PR attempt I'm going to put on 'Calling to the Night' and see if the emotional power hapens.
>> Anonymous
>>254181
What sappy Chinese songs? Recommendations?
>> Anonymous
>>254181
It's funny, I work well with the sappy/slow/emotional music too

It chills me out

And then I can suddenly explode if there's a powerful chorus or something

I think she is a rich idiot who got lucky by fucking dj feadz so she could get into the french electronica scene, and who also writes terrible/retarded lyrics.

But I love the persona she puts on with her tracks and I can't get enough of the "ed banger" beats by feadz and oizo, so indeed I too rock much uffie while working out (moreso cardio style here).
