/fit/ what's a good way to build forearms? There's lots of different things and I was curious what you all thought to be the best.
Deadlifts
Grippers are the best imo. Get some Captain of Crunches.

Whatever requires a strong grip. Squats, deads, BP, pressesForearm muscles are small. They're worked out easily and they recover quickly. My left forearm is sexy as fuck because I play bass.
Reverse Curls, Hammer curls, Those grip things, Blah blah.
Grips are easy because You can do them just about anywhere so you don't have add time to your workout.

Rock Climbing.Also try putting orajel on your junk and fapping. Alternate hands.
