What is the best way to start taking better care of myself, food and exercise wise?
>> Anonymous
starve yourself and run 20 miles a day with a backpack full of bricks
>> noko
It would help if you give an example of what you do now.

OP here, nothing, absolutely nothing; except for 10 hour work days

Do squatz, 6-12 reps with 10 seconds rest in between, 5-8 sets per day.

This is how superhumans are made.

Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day, get a checkup to see if there's anything you need to focus on, avoid too many saturated fats. Are you completely stationary for that 10 hours?

Ouch...

Protip: Invest in an exercise bike, bring it into work. Sue company for causing you health problems when they tell you to take it out or gtfo.

Or get a job out at a large construction site, where you're climbing steps and ladders all day to get to your work. Free daily workout for 10hrs :D

Or get an exercise bike anyway. And use it at home while watching television or something.

For a start, try to just increase your level of activity with cardio and strength training.

Take a good multivitamin at breakfast.

Read that page and try Workout 1. Don't forget to stretch afterwards.

And seriously. Get a full physical if you have the time.
It's good to know how good/bad your health really is.
