I'm 5'3 and 107 lbs. I'm a vegan and eat no more than 1000 calories or so a day. Why can I still grab two handfuls of fat off my stomach? ;_;

Fat results in taking in more calories than your body needs. So, you would appear to need less calories than you currently take in. That said, cardio is best for burning calories, and you can't spot reduce.

HIIT cardio, eat healthy & correctly, and do some resistance ab exercises. E.g. holding a 45 lb to your chest and going 4x15 crunches.
