All liquid diet Anonymous
Are all liquid diets a good idea? When i was younger my sister and i got our tongues pierced and we ate nothing but soup and fruit juice for about a week. We both lost a lot of weight even though we were not overweight. Fast forward to today and i'm slightly overweight, not by much, probably half a stone but it seems to go on my face before anywhere else.

Would an all liquid diet be a good idea for a few weeks? After which eating a better diet so as to not put the weight on again?

I don't really see a problem with it, except having to piss a lot...

You'll need some fiber to stay healthy. There's not muck fiber in an all liquid diet.

There's a lot of water in most fruits and vegetables, and also a lot of fiber and vitamins. There's your liquid diet.

you can get fiber that goes into liquids just fine

it's not the healthiest thing to do, but it will make you lose a ton of weight. only thing is, you'll probably gain most of it back as soon as you stop, plus there's a good chance you'll completely pig out as soon as you quit. overall, bad idea.
