how long should i be doing cardio a day if im wanting to lower my BF level? atm im doing about 30mins constant cardio daily

however im also doing weights and ab machines, will these help lower my BF level also?

do an hours cardio at a time, either daily or every 2nd day, do weights every 3 days, compound lifts for about 45 minutes, ab machines will use energy but arn't very efficient for burning large ammounts of it.

machines are shit. Diet is like 80% of losing fat, the other 20 is exercise. weights will help you build muscle, not cut fat, and it will make you look bigger. Try jogging a set distance, and increase that distance every week or so.
