hey all
i'm a femanon and have been working out for about a month, lifting 3x a week and like a half hour of cardio after. I've already noticed some results - some definition showing up in my arms. I have 2 questions - 1) how do i tone up without starting to look like a shemale, and 2) I do lots of squats, situps, crunches, but am not seeing nearly as much improvement in my abs/thighs - any suggestions? I squat 110ish at present, if that matters. thanks for any help

1. Don't eat a lot. Your body can only build muscles to the point that your diet allows.
2. Keep on trucking. You will most definitely see a difference within 6 months.

Out of curiosity, OP, what kind of cardio do you do after your lifting?

1. this is has got to be the 2nd dumbest question (after i'm fat, how do i lose weight), but people still insist on asking it.

the answer is: look in a fucking mirror. does the image in the mirror match what you want for a goal? if not keep working out. if it does match, keep going to the gym, keep using weights but switch to a maintenance plan.

if you don't understand what a maintenance plan is, you haven't been going to the gym long enough to be close to your goal yet, so don't worry about it. keep going to the gym. you'll figure it out someday.

2. fat is "first on, last off". women gain fat first in the thighs, ass and gut. this is the second clue that you are nowhere near your goal yet. keep going to the gym.

OP here. I run about a mile on the indoor track and do like 30 minutes of elliptical, those machines feel pretty stupid though...I increase the difficulty but I still don't feel like it does shit.
