Ok, Hey /fit/ I need some help. I am male, 195 lbs and 5'6", from what i know and can see that is relatively over weight. I would like to get healthier and better looking, don't want to resort to steroid and shit like that. I wanna do this in a healthy way.

This is where i need your help, i want to start Today. now, this very minute. Although, i have many blockades in my way. Right now, there is snow, everywhere, thousands of them. So running is out of the question, i am not willing to pay for a gym membership because i know that do not NEED one to achieve my goals. So i would like some advice on exactly how i can achieve this.

in this order.

1. Get off the internet

2. Delete all video games

3. Go out and buy OATZ, vegetables, fruits, and other whole grain foods

4. When you get back unload your shit eat some oatz get some water

5. Do as many push ups as you can for about 2 hours (pace yourself)

6. Do as many crunches as you can in 1 hour

7. Find a bar and try to do 3 pull ups

8. Finish the night off with 50 push ups

go jogging or cycling with an empty stomach in the morning few times a week. u should lose weight pretty fast.

Hey OP, I was 5'6" 225 lbs almost 2 years ago. I am 155-160 now. last year I was 140 with a six pack (not a hugely defined one, but one nonetheless), but i got lazy.

Eat 6 times at day, will keep your metabolism high. never exercise on empty stomach. Your body has no energy in the morning, therefore eat, then run, if you run without energy youre not gonna burn fat, but burn muscles, and thats stupid.

you should run even if its cold. if you run in a cold weather you will lose more weight and keep doing push ups, setups and if that was your goal you will be fine.
