What are your eating habits like?

Right now I'm eating a ton of fast food, which I haven't noticed any negative effects from because I'm insanely skinny (It takes serious effort to stay over 135, without weight training I'd drop to 120 easily, and I'm 5'10")

I'd like to start eating healthier, but fast food is cheap and convenient, everything better seems to either be expensive or take forever to prepare

What do you eat that's fast and cheap? And being someone who is naturally skinny, what sort of negative effects can fast food have on me?

fast food is actually VERY expensive compared to cooking for yourself

$2 of oatz will last you for a month
$10 of chicken breasts will last you a week

The most damage from fast food, is what you don't see.

I eat a lot of chicken breast, some fish, oatmeal, fruits, veggies, cold cuts, subway, protein shakes and a shit ton of water.

Microwave some oats son. Eggs are fast and good. Like someone else said cold cut sandwiches are good. Whole wheat pasta is extremely easy to make and choc full of good carbs. If you don't mind fish tuna is fast, I eat that shit straight out of the can.
