Your first problem is that you're weighing yourself in stones.
If I was house I would first make fun of you for being underweight make you cry, then give you a diet plan with high calorie food.And that's only if you needed it, if other people that aren't a doctor are telling you to gain weight ignore it, only listen to a REAL doctor.
Find out where the fat people in your area eat, and mimic the proportions they eat.Eat carbs and fats at the same time, eat potatos etcDon't overdo it though.

Slow down your metabolism. All the fat and carbs and calories in the world will do you no good if your metabolism is speeding up fast enough to burn it off. This would go against doctor's orders, but start with eating large meals for breakfast/lunch/dinner and no snacking. High carbs, fat, and calories. Then knock out breakfast. Then make the meals smaller. Once you're damn near the point of eating like a 30 year old woman, start pounding back fast food like it's nobody's business.
