At what body % fat do you start to see abs if you have a six pack underneth, i mean just start to see one or tow, not fully ripped yet. And whats the max body fat % you can lose per week?

not sure, but i got a 4pack, you can see 6 after a good ab workout.

i have the problem in the mid section like most guys do.
just gotta start doing more cardio exercises to loose that gut.

Would you say im far off? Can I see my abs in lets say, 1 and a half-2 months? I go to the gym 5-6 times a week and do cardio each time. I'm not doing HIIT at the moment cause I fucked up my right knee in gym class. I eat pretty good, no soft drinks, not to much bread, if so brown(maybe a slice a day) watch my sugar, only drink water and ya. I'm 5'8 155 Lbs

your problems is not really bodyfat, you are slightly chubby, but with more muscularity, it would show through just fine and you would probably see a 4 pack. you do not need to cut, just focus on building muscle

Protip: set your goal first. Wanna lose body fat? Do a lot of cardio. Wanna bulk up? Eat healthy, moderate cardio (2~3 times a week, soft cardio if it's right after your workout).

Working out hard and hitting the treadmill too many times a week is not as good as you may think. Doing both at the same time = total waste of time.

lol i asked if anyone could estimate my body fat, cause I looked all over and I couldnt find a body fat caliper, and I do squatz, today is my day off, but i can tell you tommrow I will be doing them.

So i shouldnt be trying to lose body fat? I though i had to much fat, shouldnt i get rid of it, then bulk up , then cut again?

Like everything, it depends. I'm at 12% and I do see them when I'm "normally" hydrated, but I tend to carry quite a lot of water just under the skin and that masks my abs and striations. When I am on my diuretics, I look well fit - but it is only temporary.

Pretty much. When you reach your goal, start working out to gain some muscles. You're a bit chubby, but with some muscular structure you'll look MUCH better!

strength, energy, and endurance tend to drop off at around 12%, i would say anything lower than 7% will seriously affect your strength by about 20 - 30%

I was doing reps of 10,10,8,6 then i heard its better to swith your system every month, now im at 5x5, is this good?
