I'm about 6' tall, weigh 275 pounds, 17 years old. I need to lose as much weight as possible in 30 days. I have a gym membership, and plan to go there everyday. I've been sticking to a basic diet plan and have pretty strong willpower so I'm pretty sure I could try any diet. Takes me about an hour to walk to the gym, where I usually do about 45 minutes of cardio. Basically what I'm asking for is suggestions to help me lose weight through dieting and the gym, as well as workouts I can consistently do at home (I have 2 dumb-bells and a barbell with weights). Help?

1 bowl of breakfast cereal.
1 plate of lunch. Must include 2 portions of vegetables.
1 plate of dinner. Must include 2 portions of vegetables.

You are banned from playing computer games, you will only use the computer for 1 hour per day outside of working. You are to join a sports or fitness club in addition to the gym plan we discussed.

No, you need to lose 75-100 pounds at a comfortable pace. Then you need maintain a healthy lifestyle.
