/fit/, this is me.
I apologize for the lack of lighting and definition in the picture.

I want to work my chest, and abs a little bit. Nothing too serious, just to get them up to par with my arms and forearms. Two years of heavy lifting at a supermarket storeroom have those developed fine enough for me.
Can your recommended me some light, but effective and unobtrusive workouts?

My new job entails standing for 9 hours, so I don't want my body to let go.

Not overly confident with it anyway. Cheers guys/ma'ams.

Ha ha ha, what, nothing about my sideburns?
My hair goes flat after being in a helmet for an hour, coming back from work. Ringlets when washed and conditioned. Leave my hair alone!

Heres more of what I do:

Plank
Side crunches (both sides)
Bicycle crunch thing
Crunches with arms extended (same effect as weights)

For chest I would recommened;
Push-ups to an extent
Chin ups

If you have weights do some shoulder ones they work chest to an extent to

I'm sorry, the whole lifting weights and which body parts they effect is new to me. I will learn in time.

I'll try a few pushups a day. I only just managed to do 21, right until I died. Damn I need to fitten the fuck up.
May even get my Downhill MTB out some time, too.

lifting weights isnt for everyone and it depends on your goals

OP: if your goal is just to general physical preparedness and just to maintain some strength, then just do calisthenics and core exercises and shit like that. if you have more specific goals like developing chest and stomach and getting them larger/strong/more defined then you will need to use weights.

i only care about staying in shape so i dont lift weights. however, there have been times when i had short term goals (i.e. deadlift 300 5X5) so i devoted a few months to that but overall i dont have any specific goals.

tl;dr: the way you train is dependent upon your goals.

OP again, here's a smaller picture of me.

I can't see your chest and abs to see if they need work.

Those arms don't really look like you've been working at a supermarket though, that kind of bulk can only come from from operating a brontasaurus at some sort of gravel quarry.

Looks like you've got some nice calves, too....what do you do? rip out the motor and bottom of your car and power it barefoot? Cause I've heard that's great for lower leg muscles.

And what the fuck is pauly shore doing posing in your bathroom? get him the fuck outta there.
