"cheat day" Carnagepicguy
Instead of threadomancing for all my questions i am going to put them all in one thread.

how bad can i cheat on my cheat day that you all say wont affect me too much? i burned 500 cal today and have had a salad and an apple.
Its all you can eat wingsday at hooters and i need protein but also want to cheat a little. i can eat 35 wings.... my highest is 62 but that was when i was a Fatty-fatty-fatty-fatty.

Also im going grocery shopping... what is a good food for me to snack on? how big of a dietary sin are Original flavored SunChips

and finally tradewinds greentea. ive been known to drink a gallon a day....the shit is good.....how detrimental would it be to my diet to have a glass or two a day? also the lipton brand is sweetened with honey..any better for me?

also is 500 calories burned a day good enough to take supplements? or should i not take those unless i am lifting weights and stuff

you can cheat much worse, but a binge is still a binge.

It's not how many calories you eat, it's when you eat and how much you burn. if you divide the food you eat in a day into little meals every 2 hours, your metabolism will increase. Coupled with some workouts, you'll lose weight.

It worked for me, unfortunately. I was trying to gain weight. I take protein every morning and I eat at two hour intervals. My workouts were weight training and a little bit of cardio. And instead of gaining weight, I lost like 7 pounds in two weeks.

my normal diet is wake up at 8:30 classes until about 11:30 lunch is salad and apple and water, snack is another apple, then one or 2 salads for dinner. and i went out and bought tuna and microwave grilled chicken today so i can get some protein. also, today, i ate a can of progresso italian wedding soup.

do these count as mentioned small meals?

Eat what you fucking want on your cheat day. Diet is a long term plan, not a short term one. If you are unhappy with it, you'll eventually say "Fuck it."

nice.. i reall dont want or need a cheat day.. i love apples and salads as much as candy and cheeseburgers. though ill miss processed meat chicken and stuff tastes better anyways.

is breaded chicken ok? i know fried is bad.

but every once in a while i wouldnt mind a spicy chicken sandwich.

Breading's filled with processed fats. Take the chicken breast, grill it and marinate with Sriracha - far superior spiciness.

mmmm red anal heartbreak in a bottle. i love that stuff. ok. i wish there was something crunchy i could munch on. not celery. like pretzels or sunchips. any reccomendations there? there are these nut-thins things that are fuckawesome. the only problem i have with them is they are salted :/

Unless of course, you make the breading yourself from either bread crumbs or crumbled and lightly baked/oiled bread.

you'll do yourself better by going over to tnation and reading their dietary articles. the most you'll get here are plithy replies. we also don't know what your condition is in general, so your own research is a much better idea than getting advice from 4chan.

think about it. advice from 4chan.

Saltine crackers are probably the healthiest option.

>>48913

Well, sure. As long as you don't use the pre-made breading that comes out of bags.

ok. thanks. i dont mind saltines without salt so that should help. can i graze on a pack of saltines? i mean like eat all of one of the packages in the box?

Enjoy your empty carbs. It's a snack, eat in moderation.
