sup euromis/fit/s!!

What did you had for dinner tonite?

mine has been a quite smallish :( grilled steak and a dish of sauted vegetables. i think i've gone a bit overboard with the cayenne pepper on that, but it has been healthy and filling.

now i'm gonna have a glass of milk while i surf for a bit and then go to bed.

I will make 4 cups of long grain white rice. Then mix in a pan seared can of mushroom soup and fresh cut mushrooms. After that I will add two cups snow peas and a tablespoon or two of soy sauce.

Stir that shit up into a pasty rice casserole, bake for 15 minutes, then eat with a side of apple sauce.
