Hey /fit/,

I'm not a great runner, I used to be, I can barely run 1.5 miles in 11 minutes. I need to come up with a reasonable regimen to get back in shape and condition myself mentally. I have that real defeatest personality when it comes to running now after a knee fuck-up.

Are there any tips/tricks/whathaveyous to help me prepare myself to run and keep myself focused so I don't wuss out when my legs start getting fatigued or cramped?
