To the OP - I am personal trainer, believe it or not, but if I had to describe you I'd say skinny-fat is pretty accurate. You NEED to eat a lot of protein, 120g a day for you. Up your calorie count to about 1800-2600, And lift a lot more. I can tell that you are lifting weights like a pussy, so man up and start increasing the weight, and good luck
