Bran/Alpen/Porrige for breakfast.
Small chicken sandwich for lunch.
Fresh veg, rice & chicken for evening meal or similar.
Tuna/Smoked fish/Yoghurt/Bran bar for snacks.
Up every day at 6am, in bed by 11. Swim 3 times a week for 45 mins.
I feel like I've got the angles covered on this one. I've been noticing lately that I sugar crash pretty bad if I have any refined sugar after midday, possibly related.
