OK /fit/, today I hit somewhat of a speed bump in weight loss, I've been at it for about 2 months, lost a nice ammount, but not done yet.. today, involuntarily I had my first cheat day, I just have a weak spot for mexican food is all. Im wondering how many calories is a fair cheat day? everyone says just eat what you want, but within decency, but there must be some median range yeah?
