Hey mis/fits/,

My current commitment issues mean I can't get to the gym as often so I've decided to try a "mini" kind of workout at home.

As such, I've bought a pair of 4 pound dumbbells. What's an inventive workout I can incorporate with them at home?

And yes, that is low and I can go higher but I'm a girl and, in my personal experience (so I'm not talking for all girls), lower weights/higher repetition work better for my goals of all over fitness and just keeping pleasantly lean. I also have a treadmill.

So far, I've worked out the following: standing lunges and stiff-leg deadlifts for legs and glutes., deltoid extensions, curls, seated overhanging tricep extension for arms/shoulders, incline flys for chest. My usual routine is three sets of twenty for each but I'm planning on working to failure with this and I'm interested in the results.

Anything else I can add? Also, I need some ideas for my back.
