Hey /fit/.
A lot of the time when Iwake up in the morning, I wake up with a headache, or in pain. Especially in the neck. I have two fairly thin pillows, but I've found stacking them together only makes things worse. I was considering getting fluffier pillows and one of those foam roll outs for under my sheets, but before I spend the money is there anything else I can do?

Be conscious of the angle you sleep at. If it is a pretty deep angle, try sleeping on your side for a few nights. Try sleeping with no pillows. Try sleeping with a rolled up blanket as a pillow. Try sleeping with a pillow under your shoulders. Try sleeping with a pillow under your lower back. Try sleeping with the pillow bunched up under your neck with the back of your head on the bed.
