little tips that go a long way Anonymous
What little tips/tricks do you have for your routines that while seemingly small, go a long long way?

To start things off: I do HIIT with one water bottle in each hand. This makes my sprinting more intense/body-wide and really hits the abs for stability. I also like to imagine it's a good warmdown for my arms after a lifting day.

Sorry guy, it's a good idea, but I just can't take a double-fisted water exercise guy seriously.

Not that you need me to, or anyone for that matter, while you're working out. I just think that it would turn heads along the street.

if you're sore from yesterday's workout and you have to workout today then do it. i used to think i would get injured if i worked out sore but once you get in there and get the blood pumping you don't even notice the soreness.

until you're done and sitting on a bed feeling like someones fucking your muscles with a bat with nails in it.

still it's worth it because you will get a lot more confidence in your abilities as a human

You know, real sprinters out there work out at the gym to increase mass on their arms because that mass makes them faster. Don't believe it? Try doing what I do. It adds a lb of mass to both arms which goes a long way to help you stabilize and straighten out your sprinting.

I'll consider it. I'm going to start my running up again-- I switched over to biking for some stupid reason. I dont doubt you though, I just feel weird with stuff in my hands when I run.
