So I've been doing jumping jacks as part of my routine: 100 in the morning, 100 during my workout and 10 every hour between. Recently I've noticed that my ankles REALLY hurt at the end of the day and more and more into the day, causing me to cut my jacks in half. I've tried taking a few days off, stretching them out and icing them, but they still hurt when I trying jumping jacks now.
Did I fuck up my ankles doing jumping jacks? I'm no fatty for the weight to be too much and get a good amount of milk and protein, so I'm lost here.

I started skipping a while back, and after doing about 10 minutes straight everyday my feet started caining... I gave them a rest for a few days, and they're better now. Now they're stronger I can do it with no harm.

I think you should rest for a few days, then just gradually increase the number you do. 250-odd is pretty extreme from nothing. Start of with a total of 50, then 100, then 150, then 200, then 250. Give the muscles and joints time to strengthen up.

It was a gradual thing, I've been doing it for a few months now and I went from 50 throughout the day to where I am now - though I did jump from the 100/day to 250/ in the space of a week, so maybe that's what did it.
