>>457121 nah, that's not the point, league develops stamina by a huge amount, though i don't know much about American football, am i right in saying you get quite a few breaks? Even so, when you have a high stamina, you can go longer and put more effort into tackling/driving and what you call blocking. Also, rugby puts things back to the bare essentials of tackling and driving as its very unlikely youll get like half a dozen people try tackle you at once, but there will be times where you do and those times you can try yourself at dragging a few people. Not a very helpful post i know, but rugby league could help with your american football
