OK guys I have access to a gym, but after looking around and using all the machines I still have no clue what I use to get rid of love handles. I have some ideas for exercises involving free weights and a bouncy ball, but before I wreck myself and possibly someone else in the process I thought I'd check here first. Can someone help me out here with details charts graphs and urls of how to do this?

There isn't exactly anything that will directly work the love handles, but doing cardio workouts, normal exercises, and ab training two times a week, you can get a nice shape. Don't forget to do different kinds of ab exercises. You can google "ab exercises" for multiple ways to work different areas of your stomach. Pilates works too. ^_^
