/fit/ i need help.I need you to help improve my /fit/ness regime heres what i do1. i either ride or jog 10 kilometers at least every second day.2. every Friday i go to gym for an hour mainly doing squats and muscle building exercise and every night i do at least 50 sit ups3. for breakfast i eat toast almost everyday and lunch is a sandwich and dinner is anything. i really don't know what i should eat.is this good y/nwhat else should i do?
1. make your jogging harder by SQUATZ2. the squatz are good, swap the sit ups for SQUATZ3. eat OATZ that you have SQUATZED beforehand for breakfast.SQQQUUUUAAAAAAAAAATTTZZZZZZZ
