Ok /fit/, does anyone else feel a grinding and popping feeling when they use the bench press?

I don't get a pain doing flat bench DB press or any other chest exercise.....any ideas?

Do a proper warm up. I usually do until my elbows pop, then it's smooth flying in heavy benching from there.

OP: sorry lack of my info.
the grinding popping feeling is in my shoulder/collarbone area...sometimes it hurts an other times its fine.

I feel a grinding and popping in my shoulder cause I hurt it along time ago and never got it fixed. But now it doesn't hurt it just feels weird.

Forgot to add that i messed up my rotator cuff so talk to a doctor if it hurts.
