Just started the Gym Anonymous
Apart from the instructer being a huge tool i enjoyed it, well untill i felt like i was going to puke 10 mins after i had fiished.

Did a pretty intense cardio on high settings 6 mins each and 10 mins on the rowing machine on the top setting.

Anyway is there a way to stop myself feeling dizzy and sick?

This is pretty normal if you've never really worked out before.

Keep with it, try to pace yourself better, and make sure you eat something an hour before exercising.
