Very simple question /fit/, is it alright to spread 3 cheat meals over a week instead of doing one cheat day? I live at home (loser, I know) and I love my mom's fatty, delicious dinners (fat loser, I know).Basically, is there any reason to concentrate increased calorie intake to only one day, or would spreading the meals out give me the same leeway as one cheat day?
so long as you stay active the whole time it really doesn't matter.
Try just keeping your cheat days on the weekends
