ok at first I was 300 lbs and I was like fuck it and hit the gym HARD I mean SQUATZ city I was doing everything but running and I accually loseing inches off my waist but when I hoped on the scale I was like WHAT! cuz now i'm 356 what the fuck

Doing a lot of muscle building stuff will, well, build muscle. You're losing fat and gaining muscle, and if you didn't have much muscle volume before you will notice a substantial weight gain. Keep going with it and eventually you'll even out and start losing weight altogether.

Also, do more cardio as it tones instead of builds.
