Sup /fit/.

Ok, I've been working out and eating right consistantly for about two years. I am in pretty good shape, and have made several gains in my abilities since I started.

One thing that has not really improved is my ability to do pull-ups. I can crunch out about 10-15, but no more, and I have been able to do this for over a year now. No matter how much I focus on the pull ups, or other variations, I don't seem to be able to do any better.

Any sweet wallhacks regarding pullups?

Then you need to make 'em harder. Get one of those weight belts with a chain and suspend a wegiht on it; enough that you fail at 5-8 reps.

Do close to 100 of them spread out through the day. Do about 8 per set (not even close failure in your case) and do that every hour.
After maybe about a month, take a few days off and test yourself.

The is a rough version of the "grease the groove" method popularized by Pavel Tsatsouline. You can read about it in his book 'Naked Warrior'
