What is /fit/,

Im thinking of doing 5x5 stronglifts, and splitting my workout in 3 days.

What should I do for each day, so every part of my body is trained. Would these be any good?

Workout A
Squat 5x5
Bench Press 5x5
Inverted Rows 3xF
Push-ups 3xF
Reverse Crunch 3x12

Workout B
Squat 5x5

I just started doing it this Monday, it fucking rocks.

I am wondering where the hell the barbell rows and dips are that the guy mentioned when saying it was a full body exercise... Maybe that is in the intermediate of advance versions?

Anyways, like others have pointed out, everything is explained on the site and he does explicitly say not to substitute or add things... If you don't like the program as is, find another.

Might be all you need, but things like the press and body weight exercises are excellent as well.

drips and rows were recently replaced with inverted rows & reversed crunch. Prone bridges was added.

Dips are good, but I like the reverse crunches and my triceps get work from some of the other exercises.

SL5x5 here. Been doing the earlier Stronglifts program (the one with the dips and rows) for 2+ months now. All I can say is that I definitely feel stronger. I started out squatting less then 10kg, now at 65kg.
