Volume training is good, but I wouldn't worry about these "slow burn" sets. 3 warm up sets, then all your work sets should complete the rest of your volume.
Also, it helps that Hola_Bola is only 5'5, which makes it tremendously easier to look like you have gigantic legs.
However, dude is a beast with intense dedication and immaculate form and I wouldn't dare take anything away from him in that regard. But, alas, he wouldn't be as big if he were taller.
