So I've been running a mile everyday for about two weeks now. This past week my left heel has been hurting. I have managed to continue my running everyday despite the pain but I'm wondering if that's healthy. The pain hasn't really gotten worse. Is this a natural part of building up foot endurance? Or should I give my foot a rest?

Ok I'll take a break. In the meantime, what alternative exercise can I do?
Upper body exercises.Pushups etc..If you still want to do exhausting exercises, get a speed bag or punching bag, and punch away!
