Here's a non-liar.
I'm 5'11, 235, don't look like a whale, have been working out for 10 weeks or so (not doing 5x5, that starts next week)...
dunno my bench, as it's not in my current workout plan... probably less than 100, though.
Squat is up to 135. DL 155.
I am expecting these numbers to start going up quickly....
