/fit/ i have a dilema, im currently trying to get a layer of fat of the front of my body because the muscle under my chest is making me llok like i have man tits, but all i have in my house for dinner is pizza or hot dogs-and im craving a thin sliced peperonni pizza mmm.ive eaten today:3 banana'srice and chicken2 apples3 glasses of skimmed milkshall i munch the pizzaalso im doing heavy cardio in morning, cos i really wanna lose this fat?halp /fit/
don't do it, be strong anon. And hopefully the rice was brown. Grilled fish/chicken/turkey and salad with just balsamic for dinner, fruit and plain yoghurt for dessert.
