Help Me With My Protein/Regiment Please! Anonymous
Dear /fit/, I desperately need your help!.

Bought some creatine mono. & Have 3 types of protein at home whey, egg white(albumen), & fat free milk/cottage cheese(casseine) with me.

Never used Creatine so need advice on how to load/start/use it I know its something along the lines of 20g a day for a week or so then 5g or so every day and after a certain amount of time stop using then start again. Can someone help me out with this =/

Im on my feet alot every day & do exercise:
-wake up do some exercise (pushups, dips, weights, etc)
-walk/jog/run to work: 6.5mi.
-walk, do some lifting, push carts alot during work: 5hrs weekdays, 9hrs weekends.
-walk/jog/run back home: 6.5

When should I take the Creatine & also @ what times should I take the types of proteins(whey, egg albumen, cassein)? I know cassein is good at night so I can recover well while I sleep but should I add whey or egg to the meal? or I think I heard casseine is bad at certain times also because of its lactose or something.

I seriously need your help /fit/! From a desperate guy wanting to better himself & is an amateur @ this

forget that loading bullshit.
Creatine is a natural product, you can find it in red meat for example.
eat a tea spoon every day.

casein before bed.
whey/egg after workout.
I add some whey to my breaktfast oatmeal too.

Yeah I bought it (creatine) because in my situation I buy my own food due to my family being lardasses. & can therefore not afford meat alot of the time.

I Buy food in bulk like eggs, milk, cottage cheese, yogurt. Got the whey & creatine @ pretty cheap prices so bought some. I usually cant afford red meat due to it costing alot & therefore being a waste when for same amount of $ could have gotten more food. Therefore im practically a vegetarian now (not by choice, just a college student with very small income & alot of costs)

then try fish instead. Tuna, sardines for canned and whatever fresh fish is available.
Canned fish is dirt cheap usually.
Another alternative is chicken, turkey.

Yeah occasionally I do buy chunk light tuna but I heard there isnt even that much creatine in fish & poultry. Also im into my health so dont like eating too much of the stuff because of the mercury.

try sardines, they are not as burdened with mercury.
