Keratosis Pilaris...
A month and a half ago I finally got tired of this shit and went for a real diet and lifestyle change.
I've always averaged ~2 glasses of 1% milk a day, even though my system seemed to like it less and less over the years, it was too delicious. I haven't had a drop since I changed my diet. I do still eat a bit of cheese and yogurt.
I started taking 25,000 IU Beta Carotene and trying to eat several servings of carrots and broccoli a day (doesn't always happen)
I've cut 90% of refined sugars out of my diet and cut soda out completely.
Finally, I'm 6'3" 180 lb. and "Skinny Fat" with my abs being hidden by a bit of belly fat. I cut my daily intake from 2400-3000 calories to ~1800 calories and started alternating basic weights and running every other day.
I'm not sure which of these is most responsible or if it's a combined effort, but all the KP bumps on my skin that made me want to An Hero for a long time have faded to almost nothing my slight love handles, sides of my hips, upper arms, thighs -- have all gotten markedly better to the point where I can't stop feeling my own skin.
From what I've read about KP, the same things don't work for everyone, so FYI this is just what has worked for me so far.
