still, are there a such thing as weighted air crunches? strap weight to legs, put yourself in chin-up position, lift legs to 90 degree angle
note: strapping weights being held down by gravity whilst doing an air crunch creates more static friction for the weight vs strapping them to your leg and doing reverse crunches.
