/fit/,I just went out running about a mile earlier tonight and my calves got suuuuper tight. I don't run for the sake of running often, but I play shitloads of ultimate frisbee, in which I run alot. I have a pretty muscular physique and sub 10% bodyfat. What the shit happened today?
You need more water, more food, and more sleep.
