Hey /fit/, I need your advice.

A group of 3 of my friends and I started attending university again, but I don't see much of them anymore because our schedules are so different, but we always hang out on the weekends and in our spare time. These 3 friends have stated working out everyday together (they have similar schedules, 2 even have the same classes together), working out at the gym, rock climbing, all that great stuff, and after only a month I'm seeing a major improvement in all of them, and I'm feeling left behind.

I can't work out with them because of class conflicts, but I find working out by myself really difficult. I started P90x, but its far to intense for me.

What is a good exercise that the average guy could do by himself between studies? Because it's really killing my self confidence that my friends are leaving me behind like this

my brotherinlaw did p90x when he was an absolute fatass and weak as balls. By the end of one calender year he was ripped out of his mind and actually won their internet contest and i think $10,000. If you're an 'average' guy you can do it, but its going to completely kick your ass for a while. Suck it up, I just started it myself and im certainly not in shape. Shits brutal, dude
