this is my workout plan, I doing it to lose weight, I don't really care about getting muscles, just toning out the fat I have now.

mon,wed,fri (upper back & cardio)
-running
-upper back exerisces

tues,thurs,sat (abs and lower back)
-push ups
-squats
-bodyweight lounge
-count body builders
-plank
-etc.

I also eat about 1800 calories a day and weight in at 195 at 5'6". I'd like to know if I'm doing it right and what kind of adjustment I can make.

the mon,wed,fri, thing is the only day I can make to the gym and back with missing a class or a day of work. Other then that I walk and climb stairs all day at my campus.

Find your RDA for calories, take in less then that and you'll lose fat. There should be a calculator for it online, I had to use it for my health/fitness class course. Exercise is nice , but watching what you eat is the most important for losing fat. Building muscle also helps reduce fat, because well muscle eats fat.

I'm about 40 pounds overweight and I should eat 1830 or less calories a day with up to 80 grams of protein a day.

not sure how I'm going to fit 80 grams of protein into a 1800 calorie day unless I drink protein shakes and eat chicken every day.

HIIT on a bike for 15mins, then some weights then HIIT again blah blah blah,

then go sit in the sauna and touch the women up for a bit
