I am coming back from college and will no longer have regular, "free" access to a gym (and I am not PAYING for Bally Total Fitness or other crap). I am currently 18% body fat, 6'5'', and 282 lbs.However, I do have a pool at home. I need to know a good average swimming workout that will at least KEEP me in shape, if not improve my overall fitness.Also, I don't necessarily need a PROFESSIONAL workout...I am not shaving off my hair, donning a speedo & skullcap, and entering the olympics.
