thin or fat ? Anonymous
Hello dear /fit/ fags. About 1.5 years ago I weight around 50kg/110lbs and that was a great achievement considering I'm skeleton skinny before that, but now I weight around 73kg/168lbs and I still think I'm skinny but people keep on saying I'm getting "fat". I'm 20 and is 5'8"ish tall. my first question is... am I thin, normal or fat ? - and yeah I'm not defined because I was working out on and off and concentrated on getting less skinier rather than bulking up. (Oh yeah, I tried p90x today and I puked to death of... exhaustion half way through the first video, now I'm shaking like 1/1000000 hell).

To be perfectly honest, and without being spiteful or anything of the sort, I would have to say that you look a bit... pudgy. It seems that a lot of weight has deposited itself on your midsection and sides, giving you a sort of pear-shaped silhouette.

you should do proper workout. Try something easier than p90x, it wont suit you unless you got the fitness requirement. Mind your bodyfat percentage, its enough fatting up, time for serious muscle gain.
