I'm worried I'm starting to enter the dreaded plateau stage, I change up my routine every three weeks but I'm having a difficult time making any progress. My diet isn't a problem either. Its getting really frustrating, have you guys ever had much experience with this? Any tips/help to work your way out of it? any knowledge of the subject would be great.

tldr: plateau's, wtf.

dude, there's no way we can tell you why unless you are showing us your routine and diet. Be more specific so we can tell you what you are doing wrong. its pretty hard to totaly plateau with a perfect diet and regiment unless you're pretty advanced. but i doubt you're anywhere near your physical potential so chances are its soemthing wrong in your training and diet.
