Anyone else not on 24h time? I sleep when I'm tired and eat when I'm hungry. Daily routines don't seem to make sense so I'm just trying to exercise whatever muscles don't have that "bruised" sensation.
I definitely agree about just sleeping when you feel tired and working out when you feel up to it, but society doesn't agree.
That's chaos! If you don't stop, there will be no ORDER, no CIVILIZATION.
I was on 28 hour/day x 6 days/week for a while. My current schedule doesn't allow for it though. It was the best thing ever.
