Greetings, /fit/.I'm a 5'10" 20 year old male, whose body weight dances around ~127lbs regardless of what I eat or do.I've tried to bulk up through all the usual methods, and nothing works.High weight low rep lifting did nothing but make me stronger - I gained a few pounds of lean muscle, but not enough anywhere to make me look any more substantial then a twig, despite chowing down on delicious Protein-laden steaks everyday.Stuffing my face with junk food does nothing noticeable (Although I can only imagine the havoc it's wreaking on my arteries), and stuffing my face with health food just gives me more energy then I'd have with my usual diet./fit/, what can I do to bulk up? Honestly, I'm a little sick of being so thin, and I'd like to do it ideally without messing with my metabolism (Nom nom nom guilt-free junk food) or with steroids (I am a fan of breasts, however, I do not wish to grow a pair myself any time soon.)Picture is marginally related, however, largely insignificant to the context of this post.
Force down steaks. They've got the perfect nutrient balance for digestibility and uptake.
