Ok, so I'm trying to find out more about power lifting and strongman training. Is there a real difference? And what exactly do I do?

PLers need almost zero endurance... Strongman training is pretty much all-round strength.

I'll prolly shoot for strongman then, don't want to be immobile. Anything else I should know?

You have to be a big dude... no peewee leagues.

Currently I'm 6' and 190 lbs. Which is why I want to bulk up and do some serious lifting. I tried leaning out and getting to low bodyfat, but it wasn't for me.

strongman training is not weightlifting. there is SOME weightlifting in their training, but a lot of it is lifting objects that are heavy and awkward to hold. iirc they do not have weight classes, so there will be little motivation to stay fit. the heavier you are, the more you lift (hence the meatball looking guys). strongmen train with coaches and in special gyms or with special equipment owned by the strongman or his coach. being a strongman is expensive and requires a lot of dedication.
