I've been lifting weights for a few months and have noticed my forearms are getting stronger but my triceps dont seem to be getting any stronger

whats the best workout for triceps?

Fuck, it's true. For god's sakes, don't do free weight triceps work. I have calcium deposits in both elbows because of it, and my form wasn't even terrible either. Unless you're using absolute perfect form for every rep, it's going to cause irreparable damage. My elbows crack every time I flex my triceps as a result.

Take advantage of someone else's knowledge. I didn't know. But here's your chance to learn.

Stick to close-benching with really good form, and cable pushdowns.
