Bicep: Incline Dumbbell Curls, Hammer Curls, Preacher Curls.
Tricep: Close-Grip Bench, French Curl, Reverse Curl, Skull Crushers.
There that covers bicep, tricep. Get to it. Although its strange for somebody who can bench 300lbs to not know this.
