This has probably been asked here before, but I never really visited.

Since I live alone and go to school, and have absolutely no cooking skills whatsoever, what are my healthiest options of what to eat every single damn day?

Cold cuts, tuna, wheat bread, natural peanut butter (any peanut butter who cares), microwaving eggs (low power, watch explosions), milk, frozen vegetables. You can buy a george foreman grill and buy some hamburger meat from walmart they sell it in pound packages and you just form it to patties, put garlic salt or whatever on it and slap it on the grill for like 5-7 minutes and you can put cheeses on that shit and BAM nigga, burgers. You will suck at cooking at first but man it's honestly pretty easy to get the raw basics. Making brown rice is by far the stupidest easiest shit ever if you have a stove.

OP here

So are those precooked sealed packages of sliced turkey and ham and stuff healthy?

I thought those would contain a lot of salt and stuff to make me fat.
