i am 5 9, 135
was < 120 like you. my metabolism is crazy. I can not eat for 3 days and not feel hungry, or i can 2pound ribs and 1 pound steak for a single meal.
nothing changes my weight. best thing to do is to this:
everytime you enter your room, or come back from the toilet or basically after you do anything, do some pushups, situps etc. i started with reps of 15 pushups, 30 situps everytime i entered my room. now im up to 50 pushups 200 situps
2 months in.
also if you have an old copmuter (steel case) use that as a weight for curls.
works for me, as for diet, fuck it, just eat when you are hungry, but try to eat big meals, rather than snacks, it's easier; just go back for seconds.
