Depending on your body type and how fast you want to loose the weight but your diet should be like 50% Carbs, 35% Protein and 15% fat. You need a certain amount of fat per day, but too much is not good, Olive Oil, Flaxeed oil or just eating nuts are a good way to get those needed fats, but you also have to keep your caloric intake into account.
