sup /fit/

My metabolism is fucked and I've heard that taking vitamin B could help. Which kind do I get? B1, B2, B6, B12 etc

Also, how often do I take it? Once a day, twice a day, once a week, etc

Finally, what foods naturally contain it? So far I've got eggs, fish, oats and dairy...any more?

Thanks.

Just posted this elsewhere, but relevant, as you can see it covers most of the B vitamins at once. They are co-op brand balanced B-50 tabs

Take a complete B supplement. I believe the NOW brand has a good powder supplement that you mix with water.

Uh, what? There are very little B vitamins in animal products, they come almost exclusively from whole grains and vegetables.

Here's what you want in your diet for proper B vitamins: Brown rice, whole wheat bread, whole grain bran cereals, whole grain oatmeal, all types of fresh fruits and vegetables, pastas, etc. Don't get too many B vitamins, it's one thing you don't want too much of in your diet...or too little, obviously.

Don't take supplements, fuck. Just eat better you lazy twat.

Is there anyway to recover from a damaged metabolism. I made the huge mistake of cutting down my calories and increasing the intensity of my workouts and I started to notice I was fatigued all the time, and my weight-loss was slowing down. I ignored it though and kept pushing on, adding more HIIT, and eating a little less each week. until I hit the dreaded plateau.

If doing Vitamin B won't help, does anyone know anything else that will?
