Garbage Bag Anonymous
Ive been trying to lose weight and some people have told that working out while wearing a garbage bag will help you sweat more, therefore losing more weight. Does anyone know any info on this?

It will help you lose more water weight. Boxers, wrestlers, etc. sometimes have to cut about 5-10lbs before a match and will drop all their water weight.

that's what i do before some of my competitions if i am overweight.. it really sucks and you feel very weak and thirsty because you are so dehydrated. I don't think it's a healthy way to lose weight.

yeah as someone living in AZ, US i must say this is a fucking stupid way to lose weight... especially since
live body - water = dead or pained body

do it the normal way you dumb shite...
aerobic + anaerobic = win
cardio + weights = win
extended anaerobic = win
any other healthy thing = win
sweating yourself in a plastic garbage bag = GTFO my /k/

fuck i hate my connection sometimes... the above post is indeed I, rowerfag

also, rowing has nothing to do with guns, but much to do with fitness... a connection?... it's crazy enough that it may not be a coincidence
