Hi /fit/. The muscles all over my body are unsymmetrical, and it doesn't really bug me too much but right now my left pec is way more toned than my right. Whenever I do push ups, it feels like only my left one is getting a workout. I'm not doing really awkward push ups or anything, I always try to make everything even. Is there any way I can fix this or work only the right side?

Lift heavy at bench press / do a lot of pushups

Your "weak" right pec will catch up the "strong" left one

i agree... some say you can do an extra set with the weaker side to help it catch up, but if your doing the exercise right then by virtue it should catch up on its own

also dumbbells might be effective if your using barbells and favoring one side
