Hey /fit/,

I want to get into better shape, am about 5' 4", 135 lbs. I've got no access to weights (no job and I don't own any).

Can I get some help in developing a workout plan?

Run, bodyweight exercises.

squatz without weight, explosive squatz, staggered squatz. crunches - every kind and pushups - if you can put your hands on something and go down and up with good form its a pushup, no exeptions. also do thousands of them, not 20's or 50's thousands each day, break em up do sets of 25 till you get to 100 and continue throughout the day until over 600 along with crunches and squatz.

Goals - Improve Upper Body Strength, How Long I can run, and cardio. Also, lowering my blood pressure would be an added bonus.
