I have been doing some weight training and I notice when I'm working on my shoulders (Dumbbell Lateral Raise)I feel most of the pain in this part of my hand pic related,and I'm not really feeling tired at the muscle I'm trying to train.same goes for when I'm doing Standing Dumbbell Curl.Is this normal? I'm doing it exactly as I was shown at the gym and I've watched several videos so I think I got the technics right...
