I've been feeling a bit peaky all day today. not necessarily bad, but yesterday I had some pretty bad cramps for a minute or so, they went away quickly so I ignored it, until I realized just now, I haven't taken a shit in a few days.

Laugh all you want but I'm started to get a little scared. I've cracked open some pure apple juice(sourish, but delicious) and have been sipping on that for the past half hour, it's supposed to work in place of prune juice if needbe. I can't really go pick up some laxative and I've been told straight-up fibre isn't really beneficial at this point, and that metamucil shit scares the fuck out of me after seeing it expand in water, there's no way I'm drinking that.

What else can I do, /fit/? in before ...god, everything applies here. Do your worst.

Anon. Drink lots of water. When it comes, you will be shitting liquid bricks. Don't let yourself dehydrate, as you are already, related to your constipation. Dehydration is your only concern. ANd, when you get back to square one again, for fucksake, get some more fiber in your regular diet, and drink lots of water.
