So anon. Got tired of being a fatass and finally got on a diet.

Still a fatass though. I started the b-12 diet shots and adjusted health plan.

lost 28.8 pounds in 28 days.

Lost 9 pounds the first week, down to 7, 6, and 6. so it looks with my current activity, i can expect 5 or 6 pounds a week. getting back into lifting as well. fyi.

If anyone else thinks they need help losing weight, it's a fairly easy program. I've only had to do 20 minutes of walking, but that leaves my ankle stiff, broke it a year and a half or so playing football, that's the only problem i've had.
