what are /fit/s favorite resources to find out which excersizes work which muscle groups?atm I am trying to put together a workout plan using barbel and dumbels where I can split my excersizes into two different days where I can excersize different groups each dayso any advice would be appreciated
youtube but nobody does anything right that they show you, ever. cant trust it
