Depends what level you're at.
That said, if you already exercise regularly and can't do at least 50 pushups, then you're doing it wrong.

I was able to stick with the highest level through week 2, then was promptly bumped down to the lowest level by week 3. I'm going to end up repeating week 4 again I'm thinking, unless I have substantial strength gains come time for week 5. I've been struggling with the last set on each day of week 4.
