Hey /fit/, quick question.
I weigh just around 200 at the moment, and I'm looking to drop weight/build muscle.I don't really look like I weigh that much, so I assume I have a decent amount of muscle weight as opposed to fat weight. That being said however, I do have a pretty substantial gut and moobs.

If I end up loosing, say, 40-50 pounds, am I going to have a dickload of extra skin? I used to weigh about 220, I dropped to 160, and I've been building muscle/adding fat since then. I have a little bit of extra skin on my stomach, and I'm hoping it won't turn into a huge flab if I end up loosing like I want to.

If I go at this slowly, will the skin retain its shape? Will the muscle fill it out?
Thanks.

If you drop the weight slowly, you won't have huge problems with skin. No, the muscle probably won't fill it out, but you can always tuck it under your waistband ;)

Haha, alright, thanks. Is there any real way to avoid it?

There is your answer. It's only 50lb, you wont end up with a bedsheet of loose skin providing you're doing it right.

I have an extremely similar situation. I weighed 300, and I'm down to 240. There's already a bunch of extra fat flab on my arms, and I plan on losing atleast another 40 pounds, but hopefully 60. Will I end up with a big head and an awkward body?
