It's going to be a boring shift at work and I need something interesting to watch!

Thanks in advance, guys and gals.

Sorry, no help for OP. I just wanted to say that this series of photos is intriguing because the guy looks so much better in #6 than #3, yet there's really only about 5, maybe 10 lbs of fat difference between the two. I've never really felt bad for fatties who are like 300 lbs and need to lose 100. They just need to eat less and get some physical activity. But I do feel for those of us that are about in the state of #3 and need to lose those ten last measly pounds -- the difference between looking "ok" and looking awesome.

Pretty sure he gained muscle from 3 to 6 also

At least you're not stuck perpetually in stage 2 where all your fat is covering toned muscle.

he also drew his abs on in picture #6

Cut body fat.

Also, in 2, no one would look at him and go "Man he has got some ripped muslces under that fat." He just looks more skinny fat.

Just fucking work on it and you'll get it.

does anyone else think #2 looks the best?

His bellybutton looks a little odd b/c he was a fatty in pic #1. Adipose tissue can only be created, grown and shrunk; it can never be destroyed. Frankly, I'm amazed that he looks as good as he does in #6, considering what he started with in #1. (Maybe he was pushing his belly out in #1 for effect.)

Now I'm off to have some ice cream so I can maintain my comfortable figure with a fat level of #3 and musculature of #5. I may not look like a model, but I enjoy my food, and I know I'd survive if I ever had to go through some emergency without food for some time.
