Just wondering.
For some people, I see they have a post workout-shake... and then eat a meal another hour afterward.
Do I count my post-workout shake's calories toward my daily total or not, is basically what I'm getting at.

Alright. Some people say that post workout shakes are just replacing what you lost, and that gives me the idea that I shouldn't count... especially when they have a meal an hour later.

no, your daily calorie needs should reflect that you work out. I need at least 3500 cals per day for example for growth and that includes of course the expenditure for workout.
When I take a shake post workout I subtract these calories.
