Still losing though, trying to get down to the 150-170 range.

I just had a calorie deficit diet and cycled/jogged/body weight trained.

Well, that was exegerated, i did lose liek 40 pounds in the hospital, but the first and last ~70 pounds i lost by just eating less, seriously, there is no secret to losing weight, eat less = lose more, eat less+exersize = lose even more

I did it in 6 months and most of it was cause /fit/ hypnotized me with squats.
Squats = huge gains for me. :/
