In other words, the problem could have been prevented if I had never gotten fat. I've lost nearly 80 pounds since I've decided to lose weight, but the puffy nipples are still there. I doubt they'll go away. Shit sucks...you invest so much time into your body to look good and you have the fucking will and dedication to achieve your goals, but this one aspect of your body just won't change, regardless of all your dedication and hard work. People don't really notice if the rest of your body looks good, though...but it's still a self-esteem killer
