275. 5 foot 10. Not much muscle.

I'm clearly out of shape. I've been working out, lost a few pounds, and I'm already starting to feel better. I'm tempted to try something extreme though.

I really want to try Power 90. I saw an infomercial for P90X, did research on it, and it seems like it works. However, I'm clearly not ready for P90X, so I want to start on the Power 90, which I can't find as much information on.

Is the Power 90 a hard system to follow? I will be commited to any excersize plan, and from what I've found the Power 90 seems to be a good choice.

FWIW I just recently got really fat. I used to be in shape, but got fucking lazy and did nothing but eat and play vidya games after being depressed for a few years. I have stretch marks, and I really want to turn my life around.
