This is my body /fit/. As you can see, there are absolutely no muscles... at all. I'm 27yo. I started doing some exercise: 1hr. of swimming 4 days and 3hrs. of Wu-Shu the rest of the days... As long as I lose some weight and gain condition, I'll start lifting... Do you think there's hope for me? Or is it too late? (due to my age)
