Shoulder problems. Anonymous
So /fit/, I've got this problem with my right shoulder, where it's always stiff and sore and I can't seem to fix it. I've been to the doctor and did some physiotherapy for a while, and no one can seem to find anything wrong with me - I just have constant muscle knots in that area.
I've been doing a few stretches, such as stretching my neck and doing the reach behind the back stretching, but while my left arm can bend everywhere like rubber, my right arm/shoulder is barely even half as flexible, and muscle back there hurts daily.
I also do about 30 pushups a day, plus the usual arm stretches.
What the fuck's going on? And how can I fix this?
