Hey /fit/.

Ever since I began lifting, I've been instinctively looking at how many calories are in anything I consume. In that time, I've noticed some crazy things.

One pack of Poptarts (that's 2 tarts) has 400 calories.
One single hot dog has 190 calories.

ITT things that are crazy full of calories that you never realized before you started checking.

I'm a nigger in need of calories so this thread is relevent to my interests.

A small £1 pot of pasta with tomato sauce from Tesco (their lunch stuff) is 500+ calories.

One hot dog is good because I run every day.
Shit, I'll eat two.
One kitten in only 80 calories.

Lunchables (the good pizza kind minus the drink) = 310 calories with 11g of fat, 20% saturated fat, and 24% sodium.

I ate that shit all the time back in middle school.

If you get the kind with the capri-sun in it... add another 100 calories plus that little mini-candy bar.

Oh, and yeah: here's a meal I would regularly eat when I was a fatass:

Nutrition Facts
Serving Size: One two piece meal from KFC
(two thighs, potato wedges, cole slaw and a buiscut)
Amount per Serving
Calories 1320 Calories from Fat 738
% Daily Value *
Total Fat 82g 126%
Saturated Fat 19g 95%

I also dipped it in ranch dressing, and often drank a home-made strawberry milkshake with that shit.

feel free to RAGE

It's nice to be able to work-out to maintain your physique and not give a fuck about "Oh, I hope this doesn't break my 800 calorie limit" bullshit.

Yeah, I'm aware that there are other non-aesthetic problems from eating shitty food. Don't care. Gonna die living life, not being an obsessive little pussy.

Since I'm a skinny fuck I learned how all the food I like to eat is so low calorie. That was a crazy epiphany.

Hit both points like I do. Eat the whole stuff all of the time and love it, so it doesn't matter either way.

I agree... thought working in a frozen custard shop doesnt help...
