Ok /fit/. I am an ectomorphic man. Im trying to be not-skinny. I casually lifted for about a while, then I plateaued.

Now, I have access to a good gym, I am eating more (til I start gagging), and I started taking whey.

It's been a one and half months now, and nothing seems to be changing.

Seriously, how long do I have to wait to at least see a bit of muscle on my skinny self?

I usually do 5 sets of 6-8 reps for my excercises, which include SQUATZ. HALP!

well, i only had 25 lb dumbbells, and the approximate time ive been using it would be 6 months?

ive obviously outgrown it, but now i have a gym i can go to.

but so far, i might as well be just using my 25 lb weights, cuz nothing is happenng. i also dont want to spend money on whey every month, or eat every 2 hours, just to not get anything out of it

i'm in the same boat, 6' and 54kg/120lbs. i think my diet's wrong; i'm drinking a glass of that whey/protein crap every day, but i'm not sure what other foods i should be eating to promote weight gain. a /b/tard suggested fish. what else?

but ya, i've upped my whey intake as well. nothing yet. if i continue to do this, ill burn a hole though my wallet, and OD on protein or soemthing.

eat carbs too, if you only eat protein your body will just burn all the protein. be patient, it will take about a while.

Eating till you gag is interesting. But only works if you're actually getting enough calories.

Try: bw*16-18 for calories. 150 lb weakling * 16 = 2400 calories. Try more.
