Hey /fit/, just asking your opinions on my weightlifting progress:

Start: 5'10" 148 lbs.
Bench reps- 80 lbs
Incline Bench reps- 50 lbs
Vertical Bench reps- 30 lbs
Bicep Curl reps- 60 lbs
Triceps Curl reps- 40 lbs


Month later: 5'10" 143 lbs
Bench reps- 110 lbs
Incline Bench reps- 70 lbs
Vertical Bench reps- 50 lbs
Bicep Curl reps- 90 lbs

You do sets of 15-12-9 of 90lbs curl reps at 140lbs? Wut.
Also your gains seem to be quite disproportional, and quite frankly I'm having trouble picturing a person with those sorts of numbers.

Oh yeah, forgot to say I do the lifting on machines, so the balancing is done for me, therefore I can life more weight on them. Working on doing free weights, but wanted to get form down first.

you wanted to get form down first? form is different for free weight exercises

I suggest reading every single article on http://stronglifts.com then switching to the stronglifts 5x5 beginner program
