Everyone says do weights then cardio
can I do weights nothing weights nothing weights nothing
then cardio plyometrics cardio plyometrics

It's cold here, there's no where to run, or do HIIT, so I just want to lift until it gets nice out or a find some space to sprint.

are there any unhealthy parts of leaving cardio for a month or two aside from the obvious lazyness factor? I've been lazy for months at a time before, this time im going to be lazy and lift weights.

for a plane to take off there has to be air travelling under the wings. On a stationairy treadmill there is no air travelling. It wouldn't take off. Unless there was a hurricane..

I'm sort of in the same positoin as the OP.
I do weights, and walk like 2km every day, but running is too tiring. Sure, I can run 3km in 8min, but it's boring as fuck and I walk some of that, and my calves cane like a whore.
Is this the reason my resting heart rate is 80, even though I'm 5%BF, and have normal blood pressure?
Is cardio necessary or are my weights of awesome enough?
