Weight loss Anonymous
Hey guys, I went on a diet over the summer and it worked great- I'm now of average weight instead of obese, according to BMI charts. However, I have a problem.

I can't STOP losing weight. I've been eating as much as I've wanted for about a month now, and I've been cramming in the sweets, sugars, and fats. But I'm still losing 1-5 pounds a week, and they aint coming back.

I'm drinking lots of water and eating MORE than I want, what do I do /fit/?

Looks like you kickstarted your metabolism.
Use the advantage and start doing SQUATZ and OATZ.
Altough you're doing the OATZ part already i presume.

Like, twice a month tops. but that's just because I always feel really damn sick in the mornings, and I can't hold it in sometimes.

You don't need weights, you can do the same with the hands on your back.
Srsly though, start exercising.

Exercising, as in weight GAIN. You'll lose body fat, but gain muscle.
With your bodyfat gone, you'll have your actual Weight, from there you can start gaining how much you like.
And yes for muscle gain eat lots and lots of protein.

Basically, you have sugar - simple Carbohydrates. These get digested very quickly and left unused -> Body stores them.
Then you have OATZ - Complex Carbohydrates
These are digested slowly, and provide you with steady energy over a lengthy period of time. Thats why their awesome.

Besides that most oatmeal is packed with other awesome stuff like line seeds and the like, wich is very very healthy fat.

Well, I guess that's pretty cool, though I haven't really noticed myself being OUT of energy too much. But, fiber and cholesterol benefits are enough. I guess I'll eat a bowl every now and then.
