Hello /fit/. How much HIIT is enough to lose weight? I am 6'1" in height and 16st in weight. That's about 2st overweight. I do weight training three times a week and HIIT twice a week. Currently with the HIIT I do 3 minutes warm-up, 12 minutes HIIT and 3 minutes cool down. That's about as much as I can cope with at this time but I'm hoping to increase it as I get more used to it.Basically, how many minutes of HIIT is optimum? And should I add another day of HIIT to my schedule?Thanks in advance, /fit/.
