What do I need to work on the most? I'm starting to streamline my diet on Monday (no alcohol, 5x/day etc) so consider this a before picture as well.

I'd start with just, but that's because I'm an ectomorph and I obsess over how small my chest is. Just do what you want man.

OP here. I try to focus on functional exercises, i.e. pullups, pushups, squats (& bootstraps) and reverse crunches, but I have a gym membership and have been doing a lot of bench pressing lately. Obviously I'm trying to get leaner, but most of all I want to be stronger and fitter.

If you want to develop your upper body... lift.

Lift to your max for a few months... you'll pack on a good deal of muscle.
