First off I want to say this: To really have substantial permanent change you need to have something happen to you in your life that will give you the desire/motivation to do the shit you know you need to do.
Stop smoking. It's horrible for you, and you will thank yourself. You will struggle a few times when you first try, but keep trying and you will be able to quit it.
EXERCISE is wonderful. Period. Do it. For the rest of your life. Do strength training (you'll look better, be able to do shit easier, and have more confidence), and cardio (OH MAH HAEEAARHHHRHHG). It doesn't matter if you have results fast or slow. Just do it. It feels GREAT. Each time you are finished you feel like you've accomplished something, and you Will see results eventually.
