For your body size you'll need MINIMUM 1700 calories. -In general, it's better to gain some muscle mass before losing weight. Muscles are constantly active and eat up energy, so your metabolism will rise and help you burn fat. -Get off this god damn "diet" and change your eating habits for the better.
