Hey /fit/, just looking for some advice...Here's the deal. I'm 18 and I'm pretty tall and slim, however I'm unfit and would like to lose some weight and start working out. I am by no means fat but I would like to be more toned and defined...I'm looking for some tips on where to start with excersie. I was thinking of starting running and to join an gym.
Any tips on diet would be great aswell. Thanks.

Do 30 mins cardio a day. You don't even need to join a gym, just run round the streets, or cycle (as long as it's intensive cycle).

Eat frequently throughout the day to keep your metabolism up, and make sure there's almost zero fat in your diet. This means eating fruit and veg and whole grains.

Improve your body by doing crunches and push ups, also eat protein to build muscle.
