Sup /fit/.

I'm just getting into tricking, and at the same time looking into getting generally fit again.

On every second Tuesday and every Thurday I go to tricking sessions, and I play squash on every other Tuesday, with training on Thursdays and Saturdays.

I'm not unfit, but back in highschool I was superfit (I did APE, which was stuff like orienteering, rock climbing etc)

Anyway, that was two years ago and everything my APE teacher said would happen when I left school has come true. Gym memberships are expensive and I never do any exercise anyway.

So while I'm not fat, I've lost all my muscle, and I wanna build it back up, but I don't wanna bulk up too much since extra weight makes tricking harder.

I also wanna train my flexibility, since thats always been bad.

I have access to a gym, and I want suggestions for a training schedule I should use (or how to make one)
