>>17663 Depends. If you're doing really small reps like 7-10 and going to muscle failure I'm betting you're sore for the next 3 days or so but I would wait at least 5.. but if you're sore for longer or less time then you're probably okay.
Also theres nothing wrong with waiting 7 days before repeating, it's easier to follow considering you're not constantly the days you workout different parts.

Also OP here's what I'll be doing with 7 day waiting. Monday: Chest, Tri's, Should Wednesday: Legs Friday: Back, Bicep Other days are light cardio, rest on weekends with some random cardio due to taking dogs to the park or something.
