Hey /fit/

I'm 6" - 174 pounds

i've been doing gym everyday with the following routine:

2 days a week 15mins running, bicep, tricep, chest, backs, abs, 15mins bike.
3 days a week full training, in which i exercise all body parts, especially abs and arms.

I wanna become muscular so, should i take some supplements to help out with this regime?

my PT told me about protein amino acids and stuff, he says it won't hurt my health and will help me grow more muscle.

pic related, it's how i wanna be, without the tattoos.

If you want to be muscular supplements would help, but you need to change up your training too. what does 15 mins on a bike do besides a cool down? anyways if you're going to a gym 5 times a week you're stressin your body out. switch it up between cardio and arms/abs then cardio chest/legs/back.

its not so much about doing the same thing in a row but more about giving your body to rest and heal between workouts so you're not beating yourself into submission

go down to any ole sports store and buy the biggest jug, 10 kilos or whatever, of straight up protein/whey. creatin works, fuck i really dont know
