hey /fit/

I was asking some health tips on /b/ and all they really said was gb2/fit/ so here i am.

If alternate between eating normal on day, and then not eating at all the next, will it be effective for weight loss? If it is, what would be the best day to exercise on, the eat or no eat day?

gif unrelated, but it always makes me lol

By normal day, I mean eat healthy, not just eat a bunch of shit and try to excuse it by not eating the next day.

I know that not eating at all sends the body into panic mode and it will store everything i eat.

And i base this theory off an actual weight loss idea where you eat normal one day and then less the next, to combat the aforementioned calorie storage. I was just wondering if it would work in the extreme.

both theories suck because the drastic caloric differences from day to day cause a metabolic shift and force your body to store more fat

no you dumbass. you';ll kill your metabolism. Eat the same amount EVERY DAY. just work off the calories. There's no lazy ass way. get into the gym and sweat your ass off or deal with being a lardass.

It is not a quicker or more effective way than eating every day.

It is somewhat dangerous, and almost unnecessary. Yes, not eating will lose weight, but only because your body is starving. It is not the ideal way of losing weight.

That is the input.

think about it. if you dont eat all day then have a big mac fries and coke, youve taken in around 1500 calories but you are in starvation mode so your body stores all of it as fat.

by eating 2200 calories across the day in small portions you keep your body always digesting and since your body expects food every 3 hours now, it doesnt save much
