Preventing stretch marks Anonymous
Hey guys, I just have a simple question.

Probably this upcoming monday I plan to begin doing stronglifts and throw in some cardio after my workout sessions.
My main question is this:

How do I PREVENT stretchmarks from happening?

I'm not grossly over weight, like say jack black or something. But I do have a gut I'd like to get rid of.

I used to weigh a lot more but all i started to do is run and lift weights (using machines) and I lost 30 lbs. I still need to lose more, (hopefully another 20) but this time I plan to follow stronglifts and like I said, throw in some cardio afterwards. The problem with losing 30lbs is that I got some pretty bad stretch marks.

I used some cream from Avon, and thankfully they're pretty much gone now. They can still be seen horribly with the right lighting, but unless you actively look for them, you won't notice them. I have them on my stomach, my pecs, and a little on my biceps.

See, I've been pretty active all my life (18 years old by the way) I mean, I played baseball, did roller hockey, track and field (Team captain yeah!) Karate, etc etc.

Scar treatment creams. stretch line creams, ext.

Not bloating in your skin is the key to prevention, the creams are the only thing that will fade them other then time.

Well unfortunately, I guess my skin is already "bloated" so theres not much I can do there.
So should I just rub the cream everytime I work out? Will that reduce the amount of scars I can get?
