long time lurker here,
routine=
wake cup of tea maybe 2 no sugars (heard increases
metabolic rate)
peanut butter on toast (whitebread, buying wholemeal soon lol)
HIIT (alternating between cycling + running)
weightlifting (usually do a certain muscle group each day)
warm to icecold shower (read somewhere it increases metabolic rate)

snack = ham sandwich or some fruit or toast w/ more peanut butter usually have 2 maybe 3 snacks a day

wake up = 10am ish unemployed so do that routine everyday, have only been doing it for a 4 days my body recovers pretty fast (doing everything properly etc) thighs abit sore but i can keep going

PS. trying to lose that bit of a gut so i can get my ab's to show lol

im a relatively fit person just trying to get rid of the gut ive had since i was little
i surf occasionally (only person out @ my break when theres big swell so i put up a fair paddle went drunk surfing with a mate when it was 6 foot, paddle out between/over rocks etc so not a shit cunt haha)
