I have weak joints and the most troublesome are the right knee and shoulder, under unexpected pressure they jump out and return back to normal with hours and sometimes days of pain.

What kind of exercises (weight, repetitions) should i do to Increase my joint strenght?

if your knees pop when using weight, don't.

First off, see a doctor, /fit/ is no substitute. Until then:

Shoulder: Try weighted rotations. (Warm up without weight and keep it very smooth)
Knee: I seriously recommend ass-to-grass squats, but take it easy and if you feel any pain at all stop immediately.
