Hello /fit/,I've been using my home weights and going to the gym for a couple of weeks now and I think I've hit a wall in terms off strength gain etc.I think this is mostly due to my lack of knowledge on the various techniques.So does this site seem to have a decent full body workout (dumbells) or should I keep looking?http://workoutsthatwork.tripod.com/p12.htm

get a muscle an fitness magazine and follow their work out plans. if ur not sure on how to do the exercise look it up on youtube and follow it. muscle and fitness owns, it has VERY detailed workout plans and VERY detailed diet plans.
