Heya /fit/2 days after doing some squats at the gym my right knee has been hurting...It doesn't hurt when i put weight on it, or straighten out my leg but it does hurt when i bend past that 90³ angle your legs make when sitting down, and also when walking down stairs.Im going to the doctor tomorrow but i was wondering if there was anything i should do to make it feel a little better. Perhaps some stretching or somethingThanks in advance.
