/fit/What are the negatives, if any, to doing 40 minutes on a treadmill at a moderate pace, 1.5 hours after I finish my leg/lower body workout? (Immediately after my leg workout I consume 60g of whey protein, and 1-200 calories of complex carbs).
No one knows?
Why not just do it on another day?
>>163150After an intense lower body workout, 1.5 hours is enough time to digest the whey protein, and the complex carbs will be digested within the first 5 minutes of cardio.
>>163153COMPLETELY dickwad
Jesus christ, are you guys going to help are just spew shit like usual?
i wouldnt do it. your legs need the rest.
I already helped you enough, go run outside faggot
As long as you get some rest for your legs, I don't think leg workout and doing cardio on a same day is a problem.Just don't workout your legs the next day.
>>163178Not OP, but what's wrong with that. I think its fine to workout 2-3 days in a row the same body part. My whole philosophy is "What happens if a tiger's chasing you, are you gonna give up because you worked out yesterday?"
