So /fit/ what fitness websites/books do you use as your sources of knowledge?

Me personally...
I use the obvious www.stronglifts.com for info on lifting.

Also
www.laurensfitness.com
www.jamieatlas.wordpress.com
and oddly...

I've subscribed to men's health for almost a year. New diet recipies and workouts everyfew weeks = great. Plus every time a new issue shows up it reminds me if I've been slacking. Alot of articles are written by doctors also, can't beat that.

If you wanna look good for a day at the beach or a pool party or something it'll work. Just keep in mind it'll all come back as soon as you start eating again.

Depends on what I fancy at the moment. Every 5-6 months I like to change programs.
