so how can i make my legs bigger /fit/? I've been doing calf raises on a step with 70lb ruck sacks for a while, also been squatting as much as i can (which is 120lbs because its all i can get behind my neck into position, ive tried loading front squat also but it doesnt fucking happen)

So yeah the calf raises are basically "toning" my calves, as gay as that sounds. But they aint growing, halp

Squat more weight. Gain 20 pounds.

Build your traps up if the barbell is hurting your neck. Or do you not have a rack and have to clean the weight and then drop it onto your neck? Hmmm. Don't know about that one. Either case, gain more weight.
