/FIT/ PLZ Helpses me.

i want to lose 40 pounds. so i set about planning the timeline as well as the necessary amount of calories i could have in a day. I aimed at 8 pounds a month for a total of 5 months.

It started off great. During the first month and a half, I lost 10+ pounds. I worked out a lot, made sure to stay under my daily calorie level, etc.

I have slacked off and on for the last 3 weeks or so, and I'm going to be 5 pounds over the limit I've set for myself tomorrow. I'm at the point where I feel like I'm really behind, and I need to lose all of this in a week. It's a bad idea, right? Should I just extend my deadline by another month? AGH this really sucks, and I'm disappointed in myself. I was doing really good.

Should I severely restrict calories & workout like a mofo to make up for lost time, or extend my deadline?

don't make deadlines. They'll make you feel even more pressured than you already are to lose weight.

OP here, I forgot to say that I"m in the middle of my 3rd month.

pressure/stress = bad. do not stress yourself, your body will actually store more calories and make you fatter.

As long as you are making progress its fine, don't be so hasty.

I'm not sure what kind of help you want for this anyways. Need somebody to shoot anabolics up your ass for you?

Relax man. You are doing good as long as you get yourself back on track.
