sup /fit/so my gym doesn't have any cables at all and I can't really do too many pull-ups without sacrificing form. Are there any other efficient workouts for your lats?

Do the reverse of pull-ups. Get something to stand on, climb into the up position, then lower yourself, resisting it all the way down. Make sure not to let your arms completely stretch out at the bottom, good way to injure yourself.
