Alright mis/fit/s, im to the point where if i eat anything less than 4000 calories a day i start to lose weight - this is ridiculous. I started hitting the gym to lose weight, but lifting shit just got too addictive. My goals for the semester (collegefag here) was to bench 315, squat 315, and deadlift 350. Currently my 5 rep max for bench is 270, squat 5 rep max is 260, and 1 rep max for dead is 325.

I'm almost there, but eating over 9000 meals is getting pretty hard to do since my major requires me to spend like 80-90 hrs a week in studio. I was planning to finish my strength training this semester, cut during break, do mass for 2 months next semester, and cut until summer - but like i said, its really hard to get all those nutrients in my body. Should i just forget about bulking and go straight for the cutting stage?

and how does /fit/ get all their calories from throughout the day?

currently im 6'0 205lbs

well why not observe FAT people and watch what they do.

Seriously, it's not that hard. What you're doing you think is the "normal" way to gain weight - bullshit if you're skinny. Eat everything a fat guy eats for one week, at the times he eats it. You'll gain, don't worry. You'll gain.

How? Because fat people unknowingly fuck up their metabolisms - they eat at irregular times of the day, in irregular amounts, everything off their plate, etc etc. They keep eating until the bag is empty, so to speak. Follow in the footsteps of the people around you.

If you bench as much as you squat, you're doing something wrong.

Same here. I do Tae Kwon Do, so I assumed that I wouldn't need to lift for my legs on top of that. Needles to say, my squat is lacking.

My advice:
Find a Chipotle restaurant and eat there as much as you can. Get extra rice on your burrito, it's free.

Besides that, don't be ashamed to eat some chocolate or ice cream several times a week.
