Hi /fit/

In a little less than two months I've increased my bodyweight with about 8 kg or 17,5 lbs. Is this awesome? My diet consisted of tuna, salmon, chicken, rice, potatoes, oatmeal, protein and carb supplements, a littlebit fruit, nuts and almonds.

My weekly exercising looks like this:
4x work out with heavy core exercises mostly
2x volleyball practice
1x swimming session
2x sports at school (cardio like training)

I'm 170 cm tall. How much of the weight I gained is muscle and how much is fat/other?

Btw. weight went from 64 to 72 and is still increasing.

How the fuck would we know that without knowing your original weight?

That said, knowing your schedule i'd say most of it is muscle. That's a damn good job. Be proud of yourself!

My psychic powers tell me that your increase in weight is due primarily to a gravitational anomaly in your sector of the planet.

Noticed that after. I failed.
You did everything right. I wouldn't do so much cardio since i prefer straight up dirty ass bulking to become a fatass, but that would be a awesome clean bulk. Also, you could probably answer your own question by looking in the mirror
