Meaning, if I stand up with my weight back like I'm squatting, there's a spreading pain across my lower back. Getting back into it would probably be a bad idea.
Can't see a specialist until I get back to school around September, because my insurance is through school. Would I be better off not working out at all than going back to a lower-back-less program?
