Calling all of /fit/ to post their HIIT routines, or comment on each other's routines.

Mine :
-10 minute jog
-5 minute 30/30 second sprint/jog
-5 minute walk
-1 minute 30/30 second sprint/jog

I'll be adding 1 minute to both areas of HIIT next week.

20 seconds at top speed, ten seconds rest. Repeat 8 times.

20 min. jog

Done every second day, with 1 min added to the 30/30 every 2 routines.

Going to try for 7 tomorrow

- one last sprint, as long as i can go
- 10 minutes dying

My high intensity interval begins the moment I start. I go full speed ahead sprinting for 2 miles, then I stop, and go to low intensity via the 2 seconds it takes to open the door.
