Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) good for skin, increasing bloodflow to extremities (if u usually have cold hands/feet), coping with stress, allergies. Commonly found in whole grains, but often destroyed due to modern processing.
Plenty of water. Use sea salt instead of conventional sea salt.
Bathe.
Sleep.
Some moderate cardio.
Diet consisting of mostly raw food (fruits, vegatables, meats too if u like sushi or tar tar). i hear like 2/3 raw 1/3 cooked. This way u get more enzymes in your diet. Cooking destroys lots of enzymes.
NO HYDROGENATED FATS/OILS/TRANS FATS!!!! IT'S PRACTICALLY A PLASTIC THAT YOUR BODY CANNOT USE AND EASILY WINDS UP AS BLACKHEADS/WHITEHEADS/CLOGGED PORES.
