So I'm going to go back to work soon, probably at a place like fedex moving boxes around for 4 hours every morning. I never figured out a way to get exercise and still be feeling good about loading trucks at 2am. If my muscles are all sore as hell it makes work a real bitch and makes me think that my muscles are not recovering as fast or as well as they need to. Anyone know how to combine hard work with hard workouts?
