This may seem extremely gay, but I want to know what 'poses' I can take to flex as many possible muscles as I can.Want to show back and front of legs, torso and arms.Shit nobody cares about as follows:Reason for this: want to record my next couple of months in gain from working out and dietreasons for Reason:A: Could compose a small filmstrip to look at later, it's cool brah.B: If changes are made to my diet, or different workouts are inherited, change can be recorded, and future routines can be composed out of what has done best for me in retrospect.C: Can release gains to encourage people at my current stature what they can achieve.D: I'm OCD; If I workout 3 times a week, and record it, repeat 3 times or so, it will be a habit that I won't be able to break, because if I break the habit, the results will be messed up, and I will have wasted tons of time. My mind won't let me do this, so my mentality will perpetuate a healthy routine habit.
