hi /fit/. So, i was working out....pretty good workout actually, i was proud of myself....anywho..lasted about an hour...got done, was gonna hit the treadmill for a bit.and immediately started getting cramps in both calves with each step....and it eventually worked its way down into my toes.i was able to lower the speed a bit and stopped getting them....what caused this? How can i avoid it in the future?
