22 englandfag here.never worked out, just sat around browsing chans and drinking dr.pepper/ordering pizza all day.

now i'm really fat and need to know what to eat, and how to exercise so i can join the army.

OP here. thanks for the advice, but I really can't do much before i get tired. i mean 30 reps would probably kill my arm for at least a day.

if ur really fat, consider approaching a doctor or a specialist (diet/etc).

if ur still able to jog/run without harming yourself (ie no pain the leg after 30mins of jogging or something like that), eat less in general. And go for some cardio.

cardio is the best way to lose weight and jogging/cycling are the simplest forms of cardio.

Google Paleo or Zone diet.
Learn to cook, cut anything out of your diet that gets processed in a fuckin' factory.

Read "Starting Strength".
http://www.startingstrength.com/ and go to amazon and look for the author "Stew Smith". Alot of bodyweight, military based strength training there. Get one and start learning.

Start slow and light, don't go to heavy too fast.

just don't be fucking stupid with what you eat. my suggestion of nothing but beans was awesome tbfh, you'd lose weight in no time.
