Hey /fit/, I have been dieting for a long time now (lost 30 pounds) but I have not noticed any change in the size of my stomach or man boobs going down. I do sit ups every day and use this weird ab/back chair my father purchased like 10 years ago, and I've noticed an outline of abs in my chest, but I want the fat to go away. Can you guys suggest any more things to help me work out my chest? I also think that perhaps I just still am too fat and need to just lose more body fat for it to go away. (255 pounds)
are you doing any cardio?
>>446137The only thing I do that even comes close to cardio I think is this stepping machine I have in my basement. I don't know if this counts, I am kind of new to working out, sorry.
>>446137He's lost 30lbs so I assume so.. Keep at it OP you must be doing somthing right if youve lost that weight! Take progress pictures It helps a LOT... Or find pictures of you from a few months ago, should be easyer to see the difference.
