Girly abs Nono
Dear /fit/

Girlfag here, I ask your advice for getting some abs going. I don't want to be ferocious-looking, just get rid of a little fat. The rest of my body is skinny, there's just this one area in my lower stomach that sticks out a little more, like a dip or something, yuck. What workout should I do, guyse?

reduce your overall bodyfat.
eat controlled and exercise.
swim, bike, run, whatever.

crunches do nothing for the fat. i do 'em a lot and my lower back and abs are pretty solid by now, but i've still got a gut. gotta do cardio to bring up your metabolism, which is what will burn the fat.

go get an ipod or something to keep your mind occupied while you're jogging or whatever you decide to do. helps keep your mind off the fact that it's tedious and boring work =P
