I'm 6' and weigh around 235 pounds. I want to lose like 40 pounds or so. Whats a good diet to go on and whats a good exercise routine for me to start on?

Diets don't really work dude, just knock out all the junk foods, and don't over eat. that works the best. eat normally, if your hungry eat a fruit or a granola bar.

start running, cause that can get you to burn fat fast. start lightly if you're a beginner, and then go on from there. make it part of your daily routine.
