I have really dark patches under my eyes. Sometimes it looks like ive just gone 10 rounds with someone twice my size.

Any tips / products i can use to get rid of them?

Dont smoke, exercise on a regular basis, dont have a strict diet but eat healthy. I've bin told dehydration can cause this, and admittedly i dont drink enough in general.

any truth behind this?

Usually it is a sign of poor health, which is why I first thought of smoking. It might be that you're not getting enough vegies, fruit or water

There are many reasons, OP. I've had dark circles under my eyes since i could remember. The skin under your eyes is very thin and the blood vessels give it a dark look.

Mine are hereditary so there's not much i can do about it. I've read that nasal congestion can cause dark circles. Try cleaning out your sinuses.

I've got them too, drink lots, eat well, exercise everyday, sleep well, don't smoke and never had a black eye but still have bags under my eyes worse than the op pic

my girlfriend has had them since forever.
She went to a nutrition specialist the other day and they ran he through some tests. One of the results were that she has a 12% dehydration.

So yeah, drink your WATERZ
