I sat down, laid out what I hope turns to a promising diet plan. Wanted to get /f/'s opinion on my proposal, maybe you can guide my plan. Obviously, I'm trying to optimize my grocery bill so that something needs to be bought once every week to two weeks. Ignore Wednesday's Lunch and my weekends, I'm still formulating out how to get those on gear.

It does seem like my pricing is a little high, I'd like to reduce that if I could.

And I know some will stink eye the Quizno's on Wednesday and Thursday, but those are effectively my shitty days on campus where I'd rather just have someone else make me shit. And at 200 calories for $2, not bad.

So, you guys' thoughts?

A few carrots and sticks of celery does not equal a healthy portion of vegetables. Green motherfucker. Spinach and broccoli.

A protein bar is not a good meal substitute.

If you are doing any workout or exercise, 1300 calories a day is not enough unless you're a 5 year old girl.

Fail.

Sorry, I picked my favorite veggies, I'll switch those out.

What would you suggest in place of the bars

And what would help pad my calorie intake without hurting my wallet? I'm not exactly rolling in funds, student loans suck donkey balls.

Well I wouldn't say sub them out, include more veg instead...

Don't have time to write a long reply. Just bare in mind, a healthy diet is a varied one - more chance of getting the vitamins and minerals your body requires.

Thanks, I'll post an update tomorrow after I get some shut eye (if this is still up). Maybe someone can rehash my game plan further
