I am poor, /fit/. College will do this to me for like another 2-3 years. I will probably continue to be poor after that.

I have very little time in the mornings, and I get the feeling eating poptarts for breakfast every morning isn't exactly a sound decision.

As far as lunch goes, I'm stuck on Campus (It's 3 miles from my house. Fuck driving back.) My only two options there are to eat out at nearby fast food places, or bring my own lunch. If I remember/have time I generally pack myself some form of ground beef burrito. (I live in New Mexico, Tortillas be super common.)

Time isn't really a time constraint for dinner, so feel free to go crazy there. Generally have two hours before class and work.

So what are some good ideas for healthy food? I'm at a loss because I suck at cooking.

Oatmeal for breakfast, super healthy, easy to cook, and lots of energy, throw in some fruits/nuts for protein and flavor.
