So /b/, I have a problem, a few years back, I was quite over weight, but I've lost quite a bit since then, and now I look like most guys my age, in terms of my body.

Problem is, with a shirt on, I look pretty average, however, with my shirt off, I have some fat still around my stomach. I've tried a few different things, with what I eat and exercises, but to no avail. Much of my body is fine, just some fat around the stomach and thighs.

I don't know a whole lot about fitness, hence why I asked here, but is there anything I can do to get rid of this, because it looks quite odd, as you can see my ribs with my shirt off, but I have fat below...

1. eat more
2. exercise so that you dont get fatter

exercises you can being with: pushups, pullups, roman chairs, reverse hypers, pistol squats; (google these terms individual to get pictures of what the exercise looks like)

sign up to play a sport in your spare time, anything mildy active is good, a team field game like soccer would get you to your goals fastest.

after you think you have mastered your exercises ~50 reps+ (2-3 months of doing them every second day), you can begin to lift weights at a gym. Come back then if you are still unhappy with your body

all you need to replicate this is a chair and a table, better than a situp, crunch or any other type of fag up.

I'll try those, thanks

Should be starting going to the gym regularly from September, so hopefully that'll help.
