I am hoping to lose 20 pounds, by the middle of november for a check up (~2 months). Starting last week, I do half an hour of bike crunches in the morning and another half hour before I sleep. I drink around 4 bottles of water each day. I never eat until I am "full/stuffed" anymore, only until the feeling of hunger subsides.
Will I accomplish my goal If I keep this up until then??
I am 5'5" 128 lbs female.

That's a huge fucking breakfast. I don't know how you weigh 128 if that is any indication of the rest of your day.

I eat 2 pieces of fruit and a small meal with some protein each day. And I'm still a fatass. Go figure.

OP, Big breakfast is fucking important. Don't ever skip breakfast. Aim to eat 5 meals a day. See what your calorie intake is supposed to be. Pick a reasonable deficit for yourself. Eat 35% of your calories per day during breakfast. and lower that number as you reach dinner. Breakfast like a King, lunch like a prince, and dinner like your homeless.

Add cardio and don't be afraid to lift weights. You're not going to get muscly, unless you take steroids. The main purpose is to keep you body in an anabolic (fat burning mode) state for as long as possible.

As for you're nutrition, I suggest you cut out the tomato sauce. Anything with High Fructose corn syrup (tomato sauce included) is pretty shitty for you. Avoid Soda and juices, just drink water. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. You can definitely lose 20 pounds by November.

squats, seriously though. And deadlifts, weighted lunges, crunches, calf raises, leg presses and hamstring curls. For cardio run and do the stepper. Dont get caught up about the scale either you could look ridiculously sexy at 5'5" 130lbs with a flat tummy and fuckwin squat butt.

I think I will try and jog through the park at least once everyday now during break time for at least half an hour.

I am accustomed to eating Big breakfast, small lunch (due to not enough time) and Big dinner (asian family, lots of rice and other dishes) although I only eat veggies and seafood. I guess I will just skip the rice occasionally and just eat some veggies.

5'5 128 pounds is not that much your breast alone might weigh 10-15 pounds plus if you are intelligent your brain weighs more....Ideally since you are a woman you should jog for 30-45 minutes mon-wed-fri and then tue thursday do a light weight high rep (HIIT) type workout don't do abs everyday just tuesday and thursday as part of the HIIT....also where is the fiber in your breakfast that is what you are missing....flax seed or eat some wheat chex with that soy milk.....fiber all day long helps you lose weight.......

skipping meals is a no no when you are trying to lose weight it decreases your metabolism(your body thinks oh shit food is scarce i better start trying t hold on to this fat and get rid of the sexy muscle) and then you eat a big meal because you are hungry because you skipped your last meal and the cumulative effect of this is what makes everybody get fat. Don't skip meals when possible. Which means ever.

Lies aside, you need to do some running and light weightlifting. Keep up the healthy eating. If you cheat - you're only cheating YOURSELF.
