hey /fit/ i'm 19, 6'0'' and 382 lbs (173kg). What's the fasting most efficient way for me to shed body fat?

The fastest (but not the safest) way to lose weight, of course, is to lie in your bed with a huge jug of water and nothing else for about 4-5 days. A similar way would be to kill yourself and as you body decomposes you will lose tons of weight from the bacteria eating your flesh. It is pretty much the same result as this plan.

Serious answer ofr OP. You need to start cutting down your food intake and start being a little more active. No one gets that fat without constantly fucking up. At your weight, I wouldn't even allow cheat days as it will tempt you to fail. Start by googling BMR and then couting the calories you eat until you eat normal amount of healthy food. I guarantee this will cause you to lose tons of weight and look healthier. It won't be fast and the cravings for food will bother you because you have eaten so much that your stomach stretched. You have stop this immediately because it is just unhealthy. You will die a fast and early death.
