Bodyfat% niggers, I want to drop it. I weigh 141, have mandles, belly fat, and slight face chub. I'm going to start cardio a shit load of oblique and regular crunches and a 1500 calorie a day diet. My diet is my concern. I'm thinking of eating mainly vegetables with rice because it fills me up. What do you guys think?

U should eat mostly vegetables and white meat and a little bit of carbs.

and when u do eat carbs, eat complix carbs, whole wheat, brown rice etc..

also i found drinking lots of water helps with the massive hunger problem.
