Sup /fit/,
the thing is im working out 3 times per week, usually from 6pm to 8pm and I take protein shake after it and go sleep usually around 11pm. The thing is, I'm eating supper before I go to sleep, is it ok or I should quit my late supper habit? I dont want to get fat and still want to grow muscles. Help me /fit/ers

derp derp, eating before you go to bed isn't going to do shit. It's overall calorie intake and activity level that makes you a fat fuck.

If you working out at night, your muscles obviously need something to use, going to bed hungry is just going to starve them and negate your gains, which would be fucking stupid.

depends how many fucking sandwiches your eating, you relative in activeness while your asleep shouldn't matter at all if you active and not eating 5 billions pounds of shit every day.
