This is how I eat mine:

1/2 cup of oats boiled in half cup of almond milk, milk, or soy milk.

Dump that shit in a bowl and add 1 tblsp of peanut butter and 30 grams (one scoop) of protein powder (usually vanilla, banana, or chocolate).

Mix it all up and om nom nom.

Should add almond milk tends to work better for this than milk. Milk tends to go bad if you let it boil, so if I use milk I take it off right when it's about to boil. Almond milk is pretty much just almonds + water so it works out better..

Buy your OATZ in bulk. I get mine for 75 cents a pound at Whole Foods - this is cheaper than the generic brand at normal supermarkets and they're organic (not that organic is a deal breaker for me, but if I can get is for less, why not?).

I eat mine in skim milk with flax seeds and a bit of vanilla protein powder for flavor. Also consider using ginger, a sugarless preserve, or just about any dried fruit.
