Im a really regular eater, I dont change my routine up alot. i drink milk alot

about 6 months ago i stopped drinking whole milk and went down to 1%, when i learned that the protein was about the same.

i went from 180 and pudgy to 150 and ripped looking

Well, considering that whole milk has about a gram of fat per ounce, if you really do drink a whole shitton of milk, by switching to 1%, you could've easily halved the amount of fat you take in per day.

If that's true, I don't think 5 pounds a month is unreasonable if you happen to have a speedy metabolism.

Whole milk is milk that has roughly the same nutritional value it did when it came out of the cow. 1% milk has had most of the fat in the milk removed (or rather all of the fat is removed via centrifuge, and 1% of the original total is added back in to improve the flavor), Skim milk is milk that has had all of the milkfat (cream) removed.

The only significant difference between whole, 1%, and skim milks are in the fat/calorie content, and the flavor and texture. There is no big difference in the nutrition value otherwise.

Why don't you drink some aquafina fool it costs less
