how often do you do HIIT a week? I want to maintain my lean, strong physique but not go overboard. I work out everyday; weights, HIIT, or sometimes both. Ive been doing HIIT 2 to 3 times a week 2min/5min+30sec/5min+30sec/2minI do pistol squatz, bench press, pullups (assorted grips) regularly over a week period along with other exercises I change up. I dont work arms except forearms for grip strenght. your feedback is appreciated
I also walk on crutches and work 40 hours a week running around a pharmacy (not a sit down job).
