Hey guise,lifting n00b here, today at the gym I went straight to lifting without warm up or any shit like that, quite stupid when I think about it and I wont be doing it again. Anyway I went for the highest I could lift and about 4 reps in I get a hueg stabbing pain in the base of neck/back of the head which continued for about 10 minutes. Is this just the effect of a retard not warming up or should I see a doctor or some shit?pic unrelated
Yes you are very stupid, warming up is really important and you probably pulled a muscle or worse. If it still hurts in the morning you best see a doctor.Oh, Pic very related
