Hey /fit/

I recently got some creatine and it says to only consume about 5 grams for the workout.
I drink tons of water and I also have some whey protein, but is 5 grams enough?
I usually consume it after the workout, but will it help if i take some before?

Any input would be helpful, Thanks.

5 grams is fine, any more its efficiency will go down and you'll have to cycle your creatine usage every couple of weeks without much return so =x

anyway all research has proven that creatine after workout is way more efficient than pre-workout but taking a gram 30mins before workout wont hurt
