"Raw" Diet Anonymous
Alright, so there's a diet that involves
Drinking ONLY:
Water
Fresh Juices (no additives)
Eating ONLY:
Raw veggies
Raw fruit
Hard boiled eggs (for protein)
Raw Fish

With this you're supposed to take a protein supplement, multivitamin, eat constantly (always have food with you, and whenever you feel hungry eat), not use dressings of any kind except lemon juice or some other fresh juice, and drink at least a gallon of water a day.

With this diet you're supposed to have light-moderate activity; Cold shower in the morning, Hot shower in the evening. Exfoliate once a day.

I've heard that its great for fat loss, especially since you cut out so many carbs, and its supposed to improve your skin incredibly. It's also supposed to be one of these "detox" diets. You're not supposed to be on it for more than 28 days at a time, and its supposedly not good for those trying to build muscle.

Grow up. Whatever you eat on a regular basis is considered your "diet." A diet is just a method of eating, not necessarily meant for anything.

At least this one isn't one of the worst, like that stupid "lemonade diet." eeew. just eew. I would hate to lost 15lbs in a week and just be sick sick sick... eew

Raw fish... but no rice? So no sashimi or sushi? I think this diet should be modified.
