hey /fit/ I am noticing that is mostly about fitness, but I was wondering since it is health related, how to deter or stop anxiety attacks. I get the ones with chest pains and where I can't stop thinking about what's bothering me. It's effecting my sleep. My doctor said it's anxiety, but I refuse to take anti-depressents because they have had adverse effects on me in the past. Are there other ways to deal with this?pic semi related since it's kinda how an anxiety attack feels.
well what kind of things force you into those modes in the first place? care to explain a little bit.
