HELL NO. Fedor is the prime example of this! Though he is still pretty big (his weigh in photos show him showing of the guns, and the outline of previously ripped pectorial muscles is still there) just committing to exercise is enough. He trains everyday in boxing, sambo, wrestling and that's all you need. Running is key though, he covers 15km a day. Conditioning is what it's about. Being ripped just comes down to gym time.

Nope. Well MAYBE if you're using the 6'6" 350 pound guys as an example. And that's not because fat makes you stronger, it's since they are so big they have enough muscle under the massive fat that they are still stronger.

Using a realistic example, such as a 5'10" male 180 lbs 8 % BF VS 5'10 male 210 lbs 18% bf. The 180 pound guy is going to be better conditioned, in better shape, and most likely stronger 90% of the time.

You guys are not MMA fighters, Military commandos, or anything special. You're just some guys who wanted to look better, put some effort into working out but didn't want to stop eating since you have a huge appetite, so you try to rationalize it. That's all there is to it.

At the same time you will call skinny guys "bitches" or "fags" who have the same diet problem, except the other end of the spectrum. They probably work out 3-5x a week too, they just just don't get hungry. Where you, always are hungry and don't want to stop.
