Am I supposed to rest every time I'm sore?

HIIT:
I have no idea how often I should rest while doing HIIT. Any tips would help.

if the next day your so sore you can barely move or do normal things congratulations your body is becomeing less of a pussy.

but it is essential you rest as it contributes in muscle growth. so if you workout hard enough to make your body shit sore then rest for the day

Rest until you feel fresh, eat a lot food, drink water, and rest but don't just sleep all fucking day, get active rest (think a warmup). Stop training like a gimp getting all fucked up sore by going to and past failure. You can train smarter and harder without pulling bodybuilding bullshit. CURLS ARE GAY, I SAID IT.
