No probably not fruits. If I'm not mistaken fruit are high in carbs (simple carbs at least, sugars) and have pretty good amounts of calories. They're good for you, but I don't think you can eat a ton without gaining weight.

those fruits can be, yes. nectarines too.

through chewing and digestion your body will burn more calories than those fruits actually have.

you can very easily pig out on those and not gain weight. especially if you do any exercise. even small amounts.

i actually lost weight with such a diet plan.

Fruits with fiber are are very low calorie. Your bod has to work very when trying to digest cellulose.

it's very true if you eat the correct foods

i lots tons of weight following a negative calorie diet. see those veges and fruits up there? i ate basically all i wanted of those. i still had meals with beef, chicken, and fish too.

it was fucking awesome being able to eat some of my favorite fruits whenever i wanted and still lose weight at an amazing rate.
