My morning routine:
I do push ups until failure and stomach crunches until failure. Then proceed to shower with basic over the counter products (dove, head & shoulders). Finish with an oatmeal moisturizing lotion before having a protein shake and my multis.

Wake up, grumble for about half an hour whilst having tea and toast. Clean self up in bathroom, moisturise, proceed to play guitar and troll /fit/ 'till lunchtime.

Go up and have an internal conflict on why i would eat such a bad tasting breakfast. Then either eat my oatmeal + eggs and then shower, or just go back to bed.

My morning routine? You mean like, after I wake up? Because I usually wake up at like, 2pm. My nightly workouts are between midnight and 1am.

After I wake up, I hit the snooze button and catch 20 more minutes of sleep, roll out of bed, and if I have to go somewhere (like class) I take a quick shower, brush my teeth, grab a quick bite to eat if I have time, then gear up and ride the motorcycle to school.

Fuck your workout routines. I like to sleep in.

fuck i do like 40 min of cardio then i do some bicep and/or hammer curls, situps,squats, then about 30 minutes later i go for a 30-40 minute walk depending on how im feeling..

whats the difference in calories burnt between walking a mile and running a mile? i usually walk about 2 miles sometimes run a while if my legs are feeling good that day

5:55 I wake up
6:00 I get up
6:02 make and drink a protein shake + black coffee, I let my body absorb the protein until:
6:20 Do 20 Minutes HIIT
6:45 shower
7:10 leave for work

two sets of pushups to failure (about sixty each right now)
two sets of crunches to failure
shower at 7:00ish
1 cup oatmeal + banana
7:30: bike ~6 miles to work

or

2. wake up at 6:00
jog for as long as possible (currently ~40 minutes, trying to get to an hour)
shower when finished
1 cup oatmeal + banana
drive to work around 8:00
