Hey /fit/ heres a question on your favorite exercise. When doing squats, is it bad to place a 10lb plate behind your hell? Why/Why notPic semi-related because squats are heavy

>>287548Actually weight lifting shoes are quite flat. Having a nice flat base helps balance and bad form isn't an excuse to compensate. Chucks are good, cheap weightlifting shoes. Wear those.
