Hey /fit/ I'm currently at 16 inches for my biceps, but I want to get to 18 any advice on weights workouts, diets? Thanks ahead of time.

gain more weight, 10lbs per inch is generally accepted, but it could be as much as 15 lbs.

get a strong lower back and rotator cuff, as well as shoulders. your body wont grow strong arms unless it has the base for them to work from
