I want your opinions on my caloric intake.
I lift weights for an hour 3x a week (I do SQUATZ, don't worry) and sometimes include 30-45 minutes of heavy cycling the same day (not all the time) -- my lifts are actually going up
At least 2-3x a week I'll do intense cycling for 30-45 minutes (not including the days I combine it with weights)

I'm only eating 1600 calories a day (female) and I'm also doing keto (I feel lots better w/o carbs anyways)

I'm 5'6, and about 110 lbs. I don't really have a goal in mind tbh.

SO, am I not eating enough? I never know if I'm eating enough ):<

Eat more, like around 2,000 a day.

After lurking /fit/ for like 3 days I've come to a realization... I need to fucking eat more. I'm hitting like 1500 calories a day, most from protein, and have been getting pissed that my workouts aren't building enough.

Only 5'8, 140lbs, work out 3 times a week. How many calories should I be aiming for? I'm happy with my strength, but I'm small as fuck.

What are you goals? What kind of weights are you pushing in the gym? Are you going for weight loss or strength gain? Answer those and I can address your caloric issue better.

Read the original post... I don't really have any goals (except maybe to get my abs to show through a bit more). I definitely don't need to lose weight, and I haven't been losing weight (I think I might be gaining a bit of LBM)

Weights-- I'm doing 5x5 (heavy as I can go), usually a full body workout. Sometimes on the last set I'll increase my reps until failure if I feel like it.
