What's a good amount of carbs to take in per day?

No way you can post a picture like that and expect anyone to pay attention to your question.

Carbs? Depends how active you are and when you eat them. Breakfast and lunch, pre workout. All fine. Avoid later in the evening.

Dunno.
I eat alot of carbs before I run and stuff

Then I don't eat any carbs for a while once I'm done exercising.

Well I eat high fiber cereals for breakfast and lunch, and it contains 34 grams of carbs per bowl. I have no clue if that is a lot, or an ok amount. I don't work out much during the day, just some sets of 15-20 pushups every 30-60 mins. I go run a couple miles but only every night, but I understand I can't eat at night.

You really need at least 100 grams of carbs per day (if you're on a high protein/low carb/small meals plan), but no more than 350 grams per day.

It all depends on the person. I eat about 3000 calories a day, and I use a 55-20-25 macronutrient ratio. So I eat about 385 grams of carbs a day.

It's real. The guy has a birth defect and was born without legs and arms.
There's an article about him here: http://www.bild.de/BILD/news/vermischtes/2008/04/24/tapferer-christian/lebt-ohne-arme-und-beine,

But you'll need to understand German to read it.
