So a few years back I had a wicked knee injury. It didn't bother me until just recently. Its been hurting every day for a few months now. I figure its because I haven't done jack or shit for the last 5 months other then sit on my ass and lose muscle mass.Should I go to a doctor or just start working on building the muscles back up again?
