Good speed programs? Anonymous
I'm doing rippetoe's and some plyometrics, and I was thinking of doing some sprint training as well.
Is there a good 2-3x a week program I can integrate into what I'm already doing?

bump. help plz.

you are obviously too inexperience for this kinda thing to matter to you

do 'autoregulatory' training, which is a big magical exerc physio phrase for 'do the best you can do at any given time'

also, if you did any reading on pylo (other than its the ONLY WAY WHITEY can jump like nigs) you'd realize you are too fucking weak.

tl dr. just squat, run, and get STRONGER

actually, I've already made significant strength gains, as I've been lifting with rippetoe's for 8 months now. That's why I'm trying to make use of them. I need something structured when it comes to running b/c I tend to go overboard. that's why I want a program.

tl;dr not good enough, moar plz

lol not good enough? go fuck yourself, does this look like an answering service? what can YOU provide to further this discussion?

you are STILL A BEGINNER, altho after 8mo you are not a total noob

as dave fucking tate would say, you are still shit, working your way to suck. when you start to suck, then you''ll have something to work with.

All I'm getting is condescension without any real advice. This is why I ask for more when I receive an answer lacking in content. As for contributing to the discussion, I have nothing to contribute other than curiosity. That should be obvious.
