Dear /fit/,I can't do a single sit-up. I can do crunches, and I can do leg raises, but when I do a sit-up I start to come up a few inches and then - nothing. I can't complete the upward motion no matter how hard I strain.What the fuck is wrong with me, and how do I fix it?

forget sit ups, they can shorten some muscle over time. Stick with crunches, bicycle crunches, scissors or just do Some goddamn Squatz or deadlifts and forget that pussy shit.
SQUATZ FTWunless you really need the ability to situp, just do squats they'll help define your lower stomach so fast, with that v-line shit and your lower abs. plus you'll have big legs to match your awesome upper body.
try to breathe constantly..i had the same issue with pushups... just have a steady breathe and u can do as many as u can desire
