Creatine Anonymous
what does /fit/ think about creatine suppliments? i've worked out alot now, just so i could get some additional pylons... i mean muscles, so that when i do cardio i'll burn more fat. im going to be doing only cardio so i can lose most of the fat i have and then the bitches will see my lovely body.

tl;dr Should i use creatine supplements? are they good? what do thay do really?

Anyone? i want to know before i blow $35 on a bottle of this just to find out its bullshit.

Yeah creatine is some good stuff. Take 3-5 grams Just before and just after weight training and you should see some pretty good results.

I thought typically there were used only by people who did some sort of intensive weight training.

I'm not sure if it is certain, but if you are going to use creatine, it definitely won't hurt doing some decent weightlifting, even if you only do a few compound exercises, like squats.

tl;dr, worth it if you're doing some weight training, but I'm not entirely sure.

To be honest creatine is for muscle building. If you're doing cardio and not supplementing for muscles I would NOT waste the money on creatine at this point.

When you have lost all the weight you want and start doing protein shakes and start targeting muscles during workouts to take them to failure (with free weights mind you) then you should take creatine to help build them up and repair them faster.

so any other points about this? i should or shouldn't use it?

/b/ just said no for cardio, but i don't know about them, they may be fucking me.

alright, i think i get the point. wait till i get rid of the fat, then use the stuff to build up afterwards. thanks /fit/ for all your help!

I really think no. Creatine is muscles, cardio mostly will not aid in muscle growth like weight training would. It would be a waste to do it now rather than just wait.

I think creatine is good ONLY if you've peaked or not growing any more. Makes sure you cycle the creating every few weeks then a break in between.

Just buy creatine mono for cheap at a bulk store or websites like 1fast400.com or trueprotein.com
