/fit/ I have a slight problem. I have no appetite in the morning but get extremely hungry in the evening. I try going to bed regularly or even eating more in the morning but the results are about the same. I don't want to eat a lot so close to when I sleep nor do I want to go to bed hungry. What can I do to stop this?

Get into the routine of eating your meals earlier. I eat my evening meal at 4pm, 5pm if im running late and drink Green tea/water in the evening. Dont eat empty calories, fill them up with protein so it fills you up better. Takes a bit of getting used to, but after a few weeks its just routine and you dont feel like eating in the evening.

Also willpower.
