sup faggards, three quick questions here:
1) I'm trying to lose weight and put on some muscle, i hit the gym everyday (alternating btw an hour of cardio and str tr.). Should i worry about how much i eat? Do i need to eat meat/fish with every meal to make sure i get enough protein (considering i have a meal every three hours, which makes about 5 meals a day)?

2) I'm doing crunches and leg raises, though i'm building endurance instead of abdominal strength. What other exercises should i consider?

3) I want to do squats and deadlifts, but i'm afraid of injuring myself. Not only are the trainers at the gym not too keen on encouring me to do squats&deadlifts, but i have doubts as to their knowledge in correct form & technique. Wtf should i do?
