Hello fellow bulk-fag,
If you want a convenient, cheap, effective and calorically dense food, look no further than oats.
Nothing fills you out better than this old school complex carbohydrate.
I personally mix it with non-fat milk poweder to give it a creamier consistency and throw in 2-3 scoops of whey protein. Perfect post-workout gainer meal.
