I'm 5'9, 220lbs. Only off one day a week from work... other than trying to eat healthy (which I've done bad on since its hard to get a quick bite other than fast food)

I really wanna lose weight since I'm going to a new college in a new town and wanna look good.

Any tips for losing weight fast are appeciated.

He's right. But if you want to get serious, I suggest you do what I do, and bring your own stuff into work. No, I'm not talking about packing a lunch, I mean get whey protein and pack some with you when you set out in the morning. When it's time for lunch, whip out the protein, grab a spoon, and enjoy - sure, this isn't supposed to be a substitute for a real meal, but it sure as hell beats a baconator.

If you want it bad enough? 5-7 days a week of training.
