Hey fit first time on this board and im sure you get this question way too much but theres a reason i ask. pic here is my before and afters of not doing any exercise for a year and a half at all (greew out of my soccer league) and then 3 weeks of 2-3 2 hour sessions at the gym doing all around body work. ask you can see my abs tend to stick out a bit due to the layer of stomach fat that grew over them. ive heard of programs that work better than p90x n such and im looking for faster results.. work difficulty isnt a problem and my body fat is quite low making change easier. any tip/programs/ advice for me? (small reccomendation for diets.. im kinda too broke to eat quality food so yeah)

exercise probably only takes about 30% of whole gaining muscle process. before you change your workout you need to change your diet and eat better.
