I'm sort of in the same positoin as the OP. I do weights, and walk like 2km every day, but running is too tiring. Sure, I can run 3km in 8min, but it's boring as fuck and I walk some of that, and my calves cane like a whore. Is this the reason my resting heart rate is 80, even though I'm 5%BF, and have normal blood pressure? Is cardio necessary or are my weights of awesome enough?
