/fit/, every time I try to eat well, it lasts for a week before i lose perspective or something. last week, i did perfectly, but this week i couldn't even tell you what perfectly is. i haven't been keeping track of my food, i've been binging on soda and crap food...

how do i stop treating my body like shit a week after telling myself, "NEVAR AGAIN"?

You just do. Or you work up to it slowly. Cold turkey may not work on you, because you're weak willed. Also realize just because you fail/cheat/binge on one day don't mean you can't pick it up the next. Why not work on being healthy during the week, then doing whatever the fuck you want on the weekends for awhile, and then try to go for longer periods.

it's the weekends that fuck me up. i usually take saturday as a cheat day, but after that i feel lost and really apathetic. i think i need to be strict about it every day or it just bores me.

cheat days are so fucking stupid. if you're a fat weak-willed fuck who doesn't have the willpower to stop shoveling cheeseburgers into your mouth, the last thing you need is a mental justification for doing it on a certain day.

indeed. i'll just cut out the cheat days and i'll be sure to make myself feel really terrible if i do cheat. that's probably more likely to work for me anyway.

Dont buy the fucking shit. You know how i got off soda? I said it was too expensive and stop buying it. And it doesnt matter if its true or not the excuse is a blocker to that thought of "One soda would not hurt".

Same goes for everything. And if its cheaper just think "Its bad for me". Drive it into your fucking skull.
