/fit/, a problem.

I'm a few days into the velocity diet and I suddenly find I cannot hold protein shakes down. I seriously try to take a sip and then vomit.

While this in and of itself is a fantastic way to lose weight, it's not the way I had in mind. For the past half day I've replaced shakes with Luna bars (which I had on hand) but I should probably look for a different solution.

1. What protein shake mixes are the most palatable?

2. On days when I'm nauseated, what could I possibly go with instead? Is there something along the lines of a power bar chased with a few glasses of water that would make a good substitute?

No fucking wonder its called the velocity diet, you'll be launching high velocity vomit all day from drinking 20 shakes a day.

have you thought about doing it as listed? with the protein shake it was actually designed around? with many people having success using that EXACT setup? See dan john.

this is not marketing, but you are doing a fringe diet that no person w/any medical background would recommend. dave is cool tho
