Sauna or Steam Room Anonymous
Hey /fit/,

Just got back from the gym, and my routine after my workout (cardio and weight training, nothing serious) is to go rinse in the pool shower, go into the steam room, open up the pores, then go into the sauna and sweat, then have a real shower.

Question is, amidoinit rite? Google isn't telling me.

Teal Deer: Sauna or Steam room first after a workout? Or just one altogether?

In return; some naked girl in a shower.

sauna is better for "opening up the pores"

steam room is for breathing/relax muscles

Really no benefit to going in the steam room first, just head straight to the sauna. And make sure you have an ice cold shower inbetween the two

Thanks, doesn't the cold shower in between close the pores though? Guess it'll prevent acne.
