I figured the ones that i listed were compound excersizes that would train multiple muscles.
But alright, what should i add?

You need more variety to work every parts of each muscle group.

Just follow CrossFit and tone it down to human fitness levels.

www.crossfit.com

They give a "Workout of The Day" to do, with a rest day every three days.

It's an extremely wide range of stuff that will have you looking like a Spartan warrior in no time.

Of course like I said, you'll need to scale it back; they tend to ramp it up to super-human levels.

Don't be upset if you can only do 1/32th the quantity the rest of the people on the site crank out.

If you're the same dude who was posting about augmenting his martial arts routine, you don't need what you posted, you need to go with crossfit. Yes, it's a mix of lifting/cardio. The movements and intensity will give you the explosive strength you're looking for to deliver a strike/tackle, and the stamina to last quite awhile in a bout before your body tires out.

Just about all US spec ops, plus british and australian SAS uses this for pt right now. The 75th Ranger Regiment recently "unofficially" adopted it as their primary form of pt. Plus it's designed to be done along with a sport, so you won't screw up your normal routine. A wealth of info can be found at www.crossfit.com

Just do it, that's what you need to be doing to get in shape. Works for any level, mush-man or athlete.

westside barbell

OP's schedule is actually pretty damn solid for a beginner. Just do different variations of bench/squats/pullups
>> Loser
Not bad, I do:
2x20 Squatz
2x25 Curls
using 25 lb. Dumbbells. Weak shit I know. I'm a beginner also, but these 25 lb. dumbbells are weak sauce for me. I don't even break a sweat or hardly feel much burn. I think I might upgrade to 35 or 30.
