Hey /fit/,I know you get similar threads often, so I'll try and make this a bit different.I already have a (fairly) good diet, do 20 minutes of HIIT before breakfast, lift, and bike for 30 minutes before dinner every day of the week. I've been doing this for a good month now, and I'm already seeing decent results.Anyhow, to my question: How possible do you think it'd be to get a similar look to Michael Phelps? How much work do you think I'd have to do to get there? Any estimates on time?Pic related.
