Are any of you binge eaters/emotional eaters? do you have any advice for overcoming that?

it's the only thing getting in the way of me losing weight and it's very frustrating.

Why would you post such a horrendous picture? But yes, I was anorexic, but then I became diagnosed with binge eating disorder after having starved myself for so long - there are days now where I can eat 6000 calories, net even after going to the gym

treat the disease not the symptom. being overweight is caused by being depressed, weak willed, or stupid, probably all of the above. fix all three, and have a good reason to lose weight(sex,your health,social,self respect, defining your life by something besides food)

eat slower, listen to your body, don't eat when you're not hungry(HUNGRY NOT BORED) unless it's a part of your diet, like, i eat every 2.5 hrs no matter what(small portions like a nectarine or a can of tuna).
don't invoke the starvation response. if you ever feel pain(not desire, pain) from not eating, your body is switching to starvation mode: slower metabolism, weight gain, muscle loss.

if you want to diet hard and only end up gaining fat, skip meals and eat a big dinner.(big=more than your fist)
