i got my weak-ass ribs kicked in the same spot during two separate sparring matches. i know it's not cracked or broken, it only hurts when i laugh, do kicks with my right leg, and when i bend my torso.is there anything that can be done besides being less of a huge pussy?i don't think i can squat the pain away.
