Bulking Up Shopping List Anonymous
Hey /fit/

I'm just about to go grocery shopping. What items can you add to my list for the purpose of bulking up?

The list so far is...

4 Liters of Milk (For each day of course)
Eggs
Chicken breast
Fish
Fruit
Vegetables

Are red meats ok? If so which ones?

Hamburgers on a forman grill, omega-3 peanut butter, whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta (brilla makes one that has a ton of omega-3s and like 13g of protein a serving). Other then that you are so cash.

Anytime, I'm actually on a bulk cycle right now. Gained around 10lbs since the start of the semester.

Cool, I'm not too keen on veggies and fruit anyway. That leaves more money for MEAT and MILK.

Are lamb chops and steaks good?

Get some sour cream and onion chips with some dip, man, some beef jerky, some peanut butter. Get some Häagen-Dazs ice cream bars, a whole lot, make sure chocolate, gotta have chocolate, man. Some popcorn, pink popcorn, graham crackers, graham crackers with marshmallows, the little marshmallows and little chocolate bars and we can make s'mores, man. Also, celery, grape jelly, Cap'n Crunch with the little Crunch berries, pizzas. We need two big pizzas, man, everything on 'em, with water, whole lotta water...and Funyons

I just eat twice the stuff I normally eat during a bulking phase. It's the point of having a good diet, you just gotta up the intake instead of replacing it almost completely with specific foods.

sounds all good to me but make sure to kinda force feed yourself even if you are not hungry and that way you will get more of an appetite, also make sure to buy pleanty of food sources with carbohydrates in such as pasta, a good thing you could eat is a lot of red meat with potatoes and a bit of veg but make sure you do more than you would normally eat.

dear OP:

to avoid putting on too much fat during your bulk, do not suddenly pile on extra calories. Instead, you want to steadily increase your daily caloric intake by 250 each week. Also, when coming off your bulk, you want to decrease your calories in a similar fashion
