I'm 5'9 and 148 pounds. I used to be 190 about a year ago but started to exercise and run which got me down to my current weight.A little more than a month ago, I started going to the gym three times a week and doing cardio 5-6 times a week. I gained a decent amount of muscle, but my stomach still sticks out.Should I try to cut now to get rid this stomach (and small love handles) or should I clean bulk?If I clean bulk and do ab-related exercises as well, won't that just push out my stomach fat even more?

Op here,I also look similar to physique to this guy, but my stomach just sticks out more (past my chest).
clean bulk, cut later.will look a lot better if you just bulk up and get some muscle worth cutting the weight for, instead of cutting your fat now and looking like a stick
Would I really look like a stick though? I must have not actually made a decent amount of muscle yet then.
