My football offseason is starting next week and were maxing this week. And im Just wondering how much stregth I could possibly build in a little under a year.
Bench max: 185
squat: 2?? havent maxed on it yet
anyways how much stronger is it possible for me to get in around 8 months time?

Don't do anything for the first month, pushing really hard as soon as offseason starts is a bad, bad idea

Well, the season is usually going to be really hard on your body. So, after you;v been broken down during the season, you immediately start working max effort, with no long period of rest.

So, because you're body did not have time to recover, you will plateau during the end of your training, and will slowly get worse and worse as the season goes on, and will probably either get hurt or sick.

makes sense. We shouldnt be starting any serious stuff till after thanksgiving and seasons been over for about 2 weeks so i should be good.
