Water will help you feel full in the short - term, and if you have something starchy it will help prevent overeating since it swells the fuck up in your gut.

Hunger is not controlled by your stomach though, you can thank your hypothalamus for that.

or chips+salsa

then drink a fuckton of water i feel xbawks hueg and can't eat anything more for a while
