Hi /fit/. I just wanted to tell you all about the number one most annoying fitness myth i have encountered yet.

People that think you can be just as fit as a guy that works out four times a week, by just working out once a month, only that it will take longer to get there.

Running fucks your knees.

IF you're heavily overweight, run with shitty form, and wear the wrong shoes, and overtrain.

I run with basically no cushioning these days (forefoot) and have ran for years, and my knees are in fine shape.
