Marathon Training Citizen Pain
So, yeah, training for a half-marathon. I'm up to 8 miles now without being too winded, so process is going well.

My question--bottom of feet starting to hurt and some slight leg pain. Should I rest a day or two? What's the consensus, because I run every day.

No, keep going until you wreck your legs and you can hardly stand.

Yes. And you really shouldn't be running every day. Your body needs time to recover.
