seconded. tell yourself not to listen to any of your music unless your at the gym, or going to the gym. other than that, listen to the radio. it will help you be motivated to go. you will think "man it would be fun to go workout so i can listen to my music, it will be sweet" then you will go work out. after a while when its a habbit, you dont need music to motivate, you will have your personal results to motivate

Well basically as motivation i get up early. I dont know what it is about getting up at 7am, stretching out and eating breakfast just makes you feel more ready for a workout.

i drink 3 tall glasses of water before going to bed, so i have to pee in the morning, it gets me outta bed

then I cook a light dinner with some techno or jazz to set me into the mood for dancing
which then leads me to dancing like an idiot well cooking, which then gets me into the mood for working out

When I spend a lot of time on the computer I just say to myself "what am I doing, nothing? this isn't going to get me anywhere" then I hop up start jumping around the place going "YEAH GYM, YEAH, GET FIT!" psychs me up to the fucking max. Try it anon.

Dunno if it helpes, but watching Hajime no ippo helped me get my fat ass of the couch. But i guess its only good if you like anime and stuff like that.
