Leftmost pic is me in may at 188 lbs, and the subsequent two are each 1 month following the last.
rightmost is today at 160, after hitting my low of 155 lbs and beginning a bulk.

i'm relatively happy looking at my old self, but im not sure if my progress is good for ~6 months of work.

I use 1 cup water, 1 cup milk, add a pinch of salt, bring to a boil
add oats, cook for 3-5 minutes, stir occasionally
add banana slices or raisins if you can't stomach it plain
