okay so i just got some whey and some cassein protein
would it be wise to mix them and take them before and after a workout,
or would it be better to do whey before and after then use cassein before i go to bed?

also do many of you use protein shakes right before and after a workout or is there an amount of time that you should wait???

pic not very related

no one answers these questions on fit anymore

/fit/ is now a place to argue whether being brad pitt
or being a roidfag is better

I don't answer this because I have no clue... and don't actually take any supplements anyway.... from what I hear it sounds like that'd be fine

what do you do to get sufficient protein then???

just natural foods because thats seems like it would take a good amount of money

the average american diet typically contains enough protein... and I am both highly mentally and physically active... and I make sure I get meats everyday.... and... and... and....

roast beef cold cut is awesome and fairly cheap from most deli-type sammich shops

Whey absorbs as slow as casein, if mixed. Take them separately. Whey 20 mins before and immediately after workouts, and Casein at bed.
