Hey /fit/ I was being a jackass and I vaulted over a 4ft handrail+a 6 inch curb. When I went up, I was fine, but I was too absorbed by how awesome I must look jumping 5 feet in the air and I forgot to let go of the bar with my oppisite hand, resulting in an awkward landing that made my knee go "crusquishcrush*. Any precautions i should take to avoid aggravating this? it only hurt for a few hours after landing and its been 2 days.

I would tell you to R.I.C.E. it, but seeing as it's been 48 hours already, you lost that opportunity. Just don't do anything vigorous for the next week, like jumping or running or any heavy lifting. If it doesn't hurt or feel weird after you're week off, then you should be fine.
