Do not use wrist wraps. I can't believe people actually fucking suggested their use. Holy shit. OP, stop being such a pussy and just lift some god damn weight.
The only exercise you need for your forearms/wrists are compound exercises. Deadlifts, Bench Press, Rows, Overhead Press, Dips, and pretty much any other COMPOUND movement for your upper body. In other words, no fucking curls.
