Hey /fit/ has this ever happened to you?

I was just out for my nightly bike ride (usually an hour and a half to two hours) when all of a sudden I didn't feel like heading home; so I turned in the opposite direction and kept biking.

Holy shit I biked around 15 to 20 miles in the wrong direction before I finally started heading back, and by the time I got home I was completely tired.

What can I do to make that happen again? I covered so much ground and didn't even care too much about it. It all went by really fast. This ever happen to you bikers/runners/whatever?

Occasionally I just keep on running and end up fuck knows where in some shitty village somewhere. When I do this I tend to lose concentration and once I had to be picked up because I didn't know how to get home.

I almost called home tonight but luckily the help of some Gas Station attendants pointed me in the right direction.

I got that a few times when I was running. You know that fucking awesome feeling you get when you exercise? Its like a natrual high, endorphines or something. But yeah, when I get that feeling I just keep on fucking going till I drop.

I'm telling you, it was just amazing tonight. And I feel better now than when I left home. I was so pissed about a lot of things and then bam, hours later I'm so tired but never felt better.

Lose yourself riding but never lose your way.

I love doing that shit on the bike... That's usually how I like to ride my half-centuries and shit, as long as I have extra water I'm all about getting lost...

The smart thing to do though is at least have a cell phone on you that has Google Maps installed and then you're technically never lost... Shit, some taiwainese company even makes a micro SDIO card that can log ANT+ compatible sensory so you can use your phone as a cyclocomputer...

Buses always ruin my cycling experience.
