Every meal, get some lean protein. Chicken, Tuna, Turkey, Jerky, Trim Steak (holy fuck it tastes like shit), any type of Fish, EGGS delicious eggs. And you eat that goddamn yolk, there is no correlation between dietary cholesterol and heart disease.
For your first three meals, have some complex carbs. Oatmeal, Yams.....and Oatmeal.....Wheat Bread, maybe. Don't avoid carbs, but it's bland shit.
For your last three meals, replace Carbs with Healthy fats. Flax-seed oil, is the best, but any type of oil is basically perfect. Just a spoonful of oil on a small chicken salad, or just drink the spoonful and eat some chicken with hot sauce.
For your last meal, I recommend skim milk for your protein, Casein is a slow-burning protein, and you want to keep your body fed as much as possible while sleeping. Starvation is fucking bullshit. Avoid fat-free cottage cheese unless you fucking hate yourself.
Also, if you ARE going to a gym, then I highly recommend doing a compound routine instead of the bodyweight routine, weights are always better.

If you do decide to do Weight-training, that's a great routine.
