Benzoyl peroxide like this: http://www.acne.org/regimen-instructions.html
If that doesn't work, isotretinoin (Accutane).

Yep, works wonders.

weak over the counter drugs: benzoyl peroxide washes and creams

weak prescription drugs: higher concentration benzoyl peroxide washes

prescription drugs: antibiotic creams like benzaclin and erygel, oral antibiotics like tetracycline

stronger prescription drugs: tretinion cream

finally if all else has failed, then get a rx for accutane/amnesteem which is the nuclear missile of acne drugs

OP, if you have that behemoth on your face, it's time to stop "eating less" and "using shitty over-the-counter treatments" bullshit. You need hardcore drugs, and badly

Go see a dematologist - they're probably give you (ro)accutane, which has an extremely high success rate with acne... you'll be on it for half a year or so

I don't know what's wrong with me, but I was on tetracycline and local tretinoin; shit didn't work half as well as benzoyl peroxide.

If you aren't washing your face twice a day, now is the time to start.

Secondly, if you have whoppers like those or pimples with red around them, the follicle has busted so your body is sending blood over to repair it. Being ridiculously sterile and gentle (IE washing and disinfecting everything before and after), pop the fuckers and again, keep everything clean.

I strongly recommend getting a gentle cleanser (even though your face is volcanoes). If your cleanser is harsh, it will kill your cells and cause clogging like a mother. After that, slap some alcohol of your choice (benzoyle etc) on there, and once that dries, good moisturizer. Repeat morning and night.

The repetition will keep your pores from building new material. If you find that old shit is not getting out of your pores, it's fine if you manually remove it, but be gentle and sterile. Do all your popping during or after the cleanser to save time.

I strongly recommend the Acne.org system. It is god tier.

I have annoying combination skin and get cystic acne that is huge, deep, painful and won't pop/drain. Here is the regimen I have started using within the past month that has helped a LOT:

Morning:
I was my skin with a gentle cleanser, like Cetaphil (I actually use the Wal-mart knock-off). It's fragrance/dye/alkaline free and has gentle moisturizers in it so it won't dry you out. After that I use Witch Hazel for a toner. I finish up with a moisturizer with an spf in it. If I have any growing spots, I dab Clearasil on it.

Night:
I wash with the cleanser and use the Witch Hazel again. Instead of moisturizer, though, I cover my face in a thin layer of Clearasil.

Doing this keeps my oily places in check and keeps my dry spots moisturized. Good luck anon.

have you tried putting on polysporin extra strenght fast healing action?

from having bad acne the only thing that will save you is Tazorec(sp?) it works EXTREMELY well. if you have health insurance they will probably cover most of it but it's expensive but really works. you have to ask your dermatologist for it.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.

way too much shit going on in little time. Your body has to compensate for the oils lost each time you fuck with your face by producing more oils. Enjoy your pizza.

Accutane.

Your acne is severe enough to use it. Ask your doctor.

Wash face twice a day with a gentle cleanser (NO EXFOLIATOR). And drink plenty of water (as much as you can, I try to drink at least 4L a day).

The accutane works. I just finished my treatment and I used to look as bad as you did (not as severe but it was all over my face) and now my face is clear, except for some inflammation from the accutane, but those go away after a month or so.

Symptoms vary from just dry skin to suicidal thoughts, although it's hard to link suicidal thoughts and depression to the pill.

Most common symptoms are dry skin and drowziness.

Personally, I had dry skin, drowziness, depression and suicidal thoughts.

It's still worth taking accutane though. You're on it for 6 months.

Accutane.
I Just got off about 6 months of it.
It worked amazingly.
From disgusting to almost flawless, IMO.
Though, it is expensive and you have to go through a ton of shit for it.

Nose bleeds, hair falling out, itchy skin, and i got sunburned in like 20 minutes.
But damn does me face look good.

>>232065
It's funny some people really get different side effects.
I only ever had dry chapped lips when I was on it. No hair loss no nose bleeds no stiff joints no suicidal thoughts (but I'm not an emo faggot lol) no extra sun sensitivity and yet it still worked wonders.

My husband used that stuff when he was in highschool. He told me that the doctors made him use practically every prescription item on the market before they finally prescribed Accutane for him. Once he got it his face cleared up and he never had acne problems afterwards.

yeah... I was just gonna point out that it's even more important to use moisterizer than soap because if you don't your skin will get dry and make more fat to keep moist. ...but then I saw the second picture... and man you need help. I think MC Hammer's face is still for sale on the black market. He needs the money and you need the face. So it's a win win.

moving away from the chemical front... get some sun. you may even go so far as to let your face get slightly sunburned.

Also if you can, go to the beach for a few days and do a lot of swimming in the ocean. This clears up my acne like a miracle. even just swimming in a pool semi regularly can give you a good dose of sun and chlorine treatment
