sup /fit/

Thought i'd post my "progress" here, cos theres nothing you guys like better than looking at a fat naked dude's body.

This is after a month of diet + exercise. The first row was me just saying "hmmm yeah i'm pretty fat" I weighed at the start

299lbs (21st 6 lbs) (136kgs)

Now I'm

279lbs (19st 13lbs) (126kgs)

Not fad dieting or anything, just eating sensibly combined with an hour walk in the morning (cant jog or run yet, knees hurt) an hour in the evening, and free weights, using a routine out of Men's Health. Also a swim when I can.

I have now posted OP's pic as my desktop background to help motivate my own ass at 260 lb.

Good luck OP :)

jesus christ, how do people get so fat to begin with?
and it's funny because i can't really see the difference in 20 lbs lost.
shame on you op, work harder.

If you think that is fat, you need to come to America (you obviously don't live here). Especially the southern states.

I can go to any wal-mart in america and find a family of fat people at any time guaranteed. This isn't a joke or a rip on america, it's just the cold brutal truth. and its not because these are the rich americans with an abundance of food, these are the poor stupid americans who have no choice but to buy the pre-packaged crap due to their public education failing them and a government that secretly wants them all addicted to pharmaceuticals. well it's not that big of a secret any more, but it's obvious why there are better tax breaks for the large processed food companies as opposed to the virtually non-existent and slap-in-the-face subsidies for indie farmers. Guess who the big farms sell to? Not the consumer but the big food companies.

if you want to blame the people that's fine, it's their fault for remaining ignorant, but let's also blame the government and capitalism for it's hand in this obesity epidemic.

i agree, americans are being exploited.

gl OP, try taking suplements for your knees (multivits and cod liver oil)

20lb lost from 300 in a month is't that impressive unless you keep doing it consistently for another 5 months. Trust me, it will not be as easy to lose even a further 20lb.

10 kg in a month? Good job.
And you can really see how your stomach was extending over your breasts and how it is now even. And the skin creases on your back are gone.
>> Shiggy
well im proud of you, thats great dude
i lost 100 lbs. myself since last march
gooood job , your success is obvious as fuck

you can be poor and still eat healthy. you can also be rich, eat at nice restaurants every day, and eat unhealthy.

a weeks supply of oatmeal costs $1. a bag of salad mix costs $2.50. frozen vegetables are cheap. blah blah blah. meat is the only expensive item on my grocery list, but if you add it all up it all costs the same or less vs. eating at kfc or burger king every night.

so really it's all about being stupid and making bad decisions.

oh yay!
you inspire me OP

>>101507
which makes your comment utterly fucking useless since that was already covered in>>101457when I stated the people were stupid AND poor. The richer people are at less risk not because they are rich but because the rich are typically better educated.

keep it up OP

You've still got some serious moobs, but, I have to give you credit...

Good improvement, especially for a month's work.

But understand, an occasional swim, an hour walk, and a few free weights can only get you so far... Every month you're going to have to add in some harder routines if you want to keep losing what you've lost so far.

Good fucking job OP. I salute you.

Thanks for the Encouragement all, much appreciated.

I'm not gonna pussy up the board with a sob story, but due to car accident fucking up legs and knees royally stopped all exercise and ... well the start pictures show you the result.

again, thanks for the positive comments.
