Hey /fit/.

I want to get in shape but i have no idea where to start. I watch what i eat but i need some kind of workout routine to loose my gut. BTW I'm 6'1 and 152 pounds. Any help would be great.

How do you have any muscle to hold yourself up all day man? With that kind of weight, and that belly fat, there's got to be something seriously lacking.

Right now, any amount of exercise will work. Fuck, start jogging and you'll gain muscle.

Horseshit. You are not doing 50 push ups. You are either doing it wrong (most likely) or doing girl pushups. With your height/weight/muscle/fat ratio there is no you can do 50 proper pushups.
