why the fuck is fit just 100% dumb fucks asking questions? there needs to be more just pic posting and talking about shit.

this thread is now about unconventional leg work. what are your favourites? what are your hardest? what cool new ones have you figured out?

currently i have 2 lower body days, some interesting exercises i do are barbell step ups, jump squats with dumbbells, and hypers on the 45 with bands.

I'm sick of fucking noobs asking questions so basic they don't warrant answers. intermediate/advanced lifters in this thread only

I really like frog leaping. It tears the shit out of my legs. I do it after I'm done running. Not only is it good for building strength but it betters balance, and as I'm partly training to be a better traceur, it helps with my landings.

EVERY gym should have a Glute ham raise, they are my favorite lower body exercise.
