Hey /fit/ I know this sort of thing is on here all the time, but I'm generally interested in some input. Due to a new job I eat at exactly the same times almost every day, and I'm wondering what I should be putting into my body. Not going to post my workouts because I change them every 4-6 weeks(plenty of squats deadlifts hiit pushups etc). Here's how I generally eat so far6am - 2 packs quaker weight control oatmeal (320 cal, 14pro, 12fiber, 58carb)/per2 with one scoop protein powder (20g/pro 100cal)7am - 1 pint milk (consumed over a few hours)930am - 2 pieces of string cheese and a piece of fruitNoon - sandwich* of some sort, usually home made salmon salad but sometimes tuna or turkey2pm- piece of fruit430 -preworkout shake, half scoop protein in a glass of milk6pm dinner varies daily but usually some sort of lean meat and veg with a strong side like black beans, quinoa or cottage cheese.During the day I drink water and milk and occasionally black coffee* I use brownberry whole grain double fiber bread for my sandwiches. I would like to keep carbs for only breakfast and after workout but due to workplace conditions sandwiches are the easiest thing to eat as I really can't cook anything, hence the extra fibered bread.
I don't believe you workout. Enjoy your food, fatty.
