Anyone seen a workout machine called the Bioforce?

I'm into circuit training - don't want to build a lot of muscle, just TONE a lot, so I'm not concerned with the weight limitations (200lbs is more than plenty). Further, I want to be able to do exercises quickly, that is, faster than a cable machine would allow without losing most of the benifit of the exercise due to the weight's momentum upwards. WITH THIS IN MIND, does /fit/ have any opinions on the BioForce or any recommendations on a home gym?

If troll, which is most likely: fuck off
If not: use free weight circuits with olympic weightlifting, crossfit type stuff. Tone=low bodyfat, You won't get big unless you eat big and train for years with a bodybuilding or powerlifting protocol.

Not troll.
I've done plenty circuit training in the past with free weights and cable machines - if that's all I was interested in, I wouldn't be coming here asking. :)

In particular, I want to do the exercises FASTER, to develop more explosive power for my martial arts training (jeet kun do, if you couldn't guess). Bruce Lee had a Marcy Circuit Trainer that he used (from the book pictured) but still couldn't do exercises as quickly as he wanted to. I've thought about bungies, but they'll have the same problem as the BowFlex - not enough resistance at the start of the exercise. The BioForce machine seems to be ideal, as it doesn't use weight stacks, so I could really hammer out the exercises quickly, using the same resistance all the way through the motion no matter how quickly I'm doing it. HOWEVER, finding good reviews of the machine online is difficult.
