Bench Press Anonymous
I recently moved from a house i rented that had a bench press to a smaller apartment.
I had to get rid of the bench. My press was never big but i know its getting smaller. I've been doing push-ups but I know my max is going down. Any tips on what chest exercises I can do with a bench?
Thanks

I would go with sweet FA.
maybe start trying one handed push ups, at least to offer more resistance. but if that is too much try the following and make the one hands a goal.
try close in hands for more tricep work, wide for pecs high for pecs low for shoulders. moving where your hands are makes a big difference. also try claps for power.
add weight to your back ie. backpack of text books?

Thanks
I was looking into some sort of weight belt and never thought about a backpack. Genius

no problem. i had a similar problem once. just be resourceful. books only add a few pounds, but a lot better then nothing.plus you can keep it high on your back so it all goes to your arms. bricks and shit are heavier, but hurt.
