I usually forget to take breaks though if I get too engaged in my activity, but I thought about buying a watch to sound a not-so-loud alarm every 45 minutes or so. I am aware of the issue of screen brightness but how can I tell when my screen is dark enough at night? I keep my room well lit at all times.
I also heard that eye strain and looking at a TV/monitor for too long, even if it is LCD, can cause fatigue sometimes. Is this true? And how severe is it for most people? I am not sure if I am more likely to get tired from that or just the lack of sleep, or even nutrition. I am a bad sleeper and have a very low appetite, so I gotta do what I can to stay alive for a full 16 hour long day.
