3 hours really? i don't know about 3 hours.....i usually do water/protein/dextrose(25g) pre and milk/protein and dextrose(40g) or so post...then chicken an hour to an hour and a half later.......do you really think i should do water with my pwo shake too? sorry thats wrong. 1700 is the amount I would have to consume. Each person has a different threshold based off their weight. You would have to consume 20mg/kg of bodyweight.
