so I had a cheat meal today since it was i always have a cheat meal on sunday

but I don't really need to rest today since I've been switching around my workout splits

long story short i ate about 4 pieces of stuffed crust pizza and 4 cinnamon sticks and feel like shit but want to do something to work all that off

GIVE ME SOMETHING TO DO /fit/ preferably something that'll burn a good 1 kcals within 30-45m, not a big fan of long cardio so none of that

it's called a carb coma, IE when you eat so many carbs at once your bodies insulin spikes and makes you nauseous

You plan on burning 1 kcal? Do 10 jumping jacks. Done.

If you plan on burning 1k kcal, then HIIT on an elliptical for 20 or so mins.

haha the same happened to me yesterday anon, I ate 4 slices of pizza with my friends and today I feel like shit, I ate tuna today and I will eat it tomorrow too. Been eating healthy for 5 months lost like 40 pounds, it kinda feels great that anytime I eat like that I will feel like crap next day ;)

I try having cheat meals but every time I put the food in my mouth I can't stand the taste.

I guess we just adjust to not putting harmful crap into our bodies.
