Hey /fit/, I was perscribed adderall by my psychiatrist about a month and a half ago and during that time I've lost about twenty pounds, and I have noticed that I look a bit skinnier.

Now, according to the little research I've done on the subject, adderall apparently makes you lose weight because a) it throws your metabolism into overdrive and b) it almost completely destroys any desire you might have to consume food. I know that I have to basically remind myself to eat while I'm on it.

Basically my question is, even though I'm losing weight is it fat that I'm losing or am I actually burning muscle? If it's the latter what should I do? Should I eat and excersize more?

also, the adderall was perscribed for ADD not for losing weight.

adderall is meth, of course it does those things... eat.

Lulz I just realized that was a baby in a microwave. Due to the pic I'll reply.

Eat 5 or 6 healthy meals a day with small portions, and lift weights.
