So, rest days. Let me get this straight:

I DON'T HAVE TO WORK OUT EVERY DAY? I am currently taking a day off from all exercise (trust me, I do a good amount,) and I'm sitting here on my ass, wondering if my hawt body is going to shit as I type.

Wat? Can I just chill out or what?

Exercise destroys your body. Rest heals and adapts your body to a state better than before it gets destroyed. Atrophy happens after 3 days.

I would recommend stretching, icing any sore muscles, and eating good food with sufficient protein and monounsaturated fats to help you make the most of your recovery.
