Like I said to the other guy with the same question, also on the front page: Cardio and fat loss should be your priority, the strength training comes second if you want ab definition.
Mix it up, do a number of different abdominal exercises, and GET YOUR CARDIO DONE. If you have any sort of ponch, you should know that it's going to take a long time, and a lot of hard work.
