I just squatted 70kg on sun, but today my legs hurt too badly in my inner groin, where the inner thigh attches to my hips. the tendon was caning like a motherfucker.
what can I do to heal that piece of shit (also, i'm 60kg can bench 75, and am 5% body fat)

im 66kg, around 14-17% bodyfat and can only bench 55kg.. but my squat is 70kg and still increasing. never stalled on squats ever, just rest more.

apart from resting more, does anyone have a suggestion for increasing the power in my legs and making them not cane like that?
It's seriously embarassing that I can't even squat 72.5kg
(I do full squats, arse to floor)

Take a multi vitamin and eat lots of food today. bread, fruit and meat especially, force it down if you have a shitty appetite. Should heal up mostly by tomorrow. Today you rest and do light stretching.

Tomorrow you do light exercise to get blood circulating in that area.

It's 11PM here, so I can't really do that, but I'm going to try eating lots wed/thurs and on friday, I'm hoping that I can do it.
