Same. It's gotten to the point where it's noticeable at a distance. I started using my left instead last week though, just to balance it out.

I hear fat people should only lose a pound a week to avoid the GHSS (Gross Hanging Skin Syndrome)

So count how many days and make that your goal

It's not really rocket science, as much as you might be led to believe.

1) Don't eat fast food anymore. Ever. Eat wholesome foods. Whole grain. Get your vitamins, eat your vegitables. Make overall healthy food decisions. And I'd suggest eat a little bit of everything. Some diets say avoid meat. Other diets say avoid RED meat. Others say avoid fat and other say avoid carbs... truth is you should get some of it all, and all of it in moderation.

2) Get some moderate exercise every day. You don't have to be running triathalons, just make sure do something every day. Going to the gym is a great way to exercise, but it's not for everyone. Incorporate exercise into your daily life will work much better. Put the gym in to specifically train yourself, not to make up your daily exercise budget.

The only real thing is... this must be a lifestyle change. Not a one-time-effort. To lose the weight and keep it off you have to make a permanent change in your lifestyle to eat healthier and get more exercise.

So don't make it too hard on yourself. Commit yourself to something you can *actually do* for the rest of your life.
