I don't know how to put it bluntly, but there is such thing as a couple where at least one of the partners is fat, and because of that, the couple share a vigorous sex life. I mean, there is a fat fetish, and fat fetishists constantly have to decide between health and pleasure. Sometimes health and pleasure are not one in the same, you will argue this I know, but everyone is different. Not everyone values a 100 year lifespan as you do, the same reason not everyone is Usain Bolt, the same reason people are born with twice the muscle cells as you, the same reason people are born with twice the fat cells as you.
There's always an assumption, and you admit this, that anyone who is fat is automatically a junk-food junkie, lazy burden of everyone around her, who can't accomplish anything. The judgement loses ground on, say, a single mother working 2 jobs providing for her 2 kids. She's working hard, but all her time and energy goes to keeping her kids healthy. She's fat because she can't afford the proper nutrition and time to workout, because she puts her children ahead of herself. But you can't discern that about her just by looking at her, can you?
That's part of why there's an obesity epidemic. Earning a living doesn't transmit physical fitness anymore. Physical fitness is a luxury to most people, and they're simply making ends meet. Preach all you want, but unless you can change the roots of the problem, you're only going to see things become more undesireable to you.
