Ever since I've been getting into gaming my grades have dropped and I've gained some weight. Slowly, but steadily have I been gaining weight over these past 6 months.
I'm 5"8', 147 LBs, in high school (18 years old, inb4 b& niggers)
I go to a school that's just an incredibly shitty long distance away, around 40 miles to be exact. It takes 45 mins to an hour to get back and forth.

Which means I wake up at 5, get on the bus at 6, arrive at 7.
I leave school at 3:30ish, get home at 4:30~5:00. I eat a medium-to-heavy dinner (Indian food, mom's cooking. Mostly tortillas and lentil stew among other types of stew, for those of you that don't know indian cooking.)

I'm left with 5 hours, 3 to 4 of which I spend on homework.
I really want to lose weight, but I don't want to cut out my gaming time... I will if it I have to, though.

..What should I eat routinely? I don't really watch what I eat. Also, what exercises should I do, and when?

Delete all your fucking games, sell the CDs and join a fucking gym. If you aren't willing to make the compromise you might as well give up and enjoy your state of decline, because nothing is going to change without willpower and balls. There is no easy way.

why the hell are you spending 3-4 hours on homework? Anyway, if you want to get in shape, you need to use more calories than you take in. You don't burn to many sitting on your ass. That being said if your still in high school you should look into one of the sports teams that are there, they normally have a conditioning process at the beginning of their season. The reason I suggest this is because your a lot more likely to actually run around and move if you find it fun, competitive, and enjoyable instead of drudgery. If this isn't possible just spend an extra hour a day doing some sort of strenuous physical activity.
