so /fit/, I'm ready to go on my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I just have one problem: I don't know what to do for the workout routine. Is this a good workout routine and why is it so?


Monday - Chest/Triceps
Tuesday - off
Wednesday - Biceps/Back
Thursday - off
Friday - Shoulders/Legs
Saturday - off
Sunday - off

sorry, I should have been more specific. Cardio everyday for about 30 min. (biking, because I'm beginning I'm going to wait about two months until I start HIIT.) And on Wed. and Fri. I'll be doing ab workouts.

tues and thurs off, make weightlifting sessions harder so you CAN'T do cardio on those days and you pretty much got my schedule, except I do chest/tris on fri, back/bi on mon and do core with legs on weds.

Don't do cardio the same day of lifting. Do cardio on a couple of your off days instead, you don't need 4 days off anyway.
