Hi guys, what do you of my routine?

Deadlift 4x12
Bench press 4x12
Lat pulldown 4x12

I'll do this twice a week. Goal is to get an all round muscular body, and also some functional strength.

This is what i do on my arms/chest/back day when i feel like slacking off and cutting it down so im not in the gym all day.

20 Arm extension

then i do a legs/glutes day, a core (abs) day, and a cardio day. then a rest day if i feel i need it. then repeat cycle.

lol 12 reps of deadlifts? thats fucking stupid. less reps and heavier weight. I had this pro powerlifter tell me that the point of the deadlift is not to go for reps, but to get as much weight up as possible.

too many deadlifts. reps are better 5 and under unless you are doing romanians.
