femanon here with some questions.

I'm currently 110 lbs and am kind of skinnyfat (I used to be a stick) with flabby parts on legs, arms and stomache. I'm about 10 lbs over my ''old'' weight.

I'm desperately trying to get rid of them. I've already my diet to a healthy one but I'm not sure about the exercises.

Should I:

a.) only do cardio to lose the fat
b.) do cardio & weightlifting
c.) only do weightlifting

Is it even possible to lose weight like that?

I hope you are extremely short for thinking 110 is making you look fat. And cardio + weightlifting is the best way to do it combined with a healthy diet. If anything you should just work on gaining muscle but staying the same or slightly heavier weight. Unless you're a midget.

unless you are below 5 feet just do C

Do both.

For weights, SQUATZ, deadlifts, benchpress, dumbell rows, that sort of thing.

Consider doing HIIT to accelerate fat loss as well. Google has all the answers.

For the first time since the beginning of the universe,
/b/ is the answer.

or take martial arts or yoga (instead of weights), and train to run well enough to do an occasional raceday. you'll feel good, and your body will firm up all over.

If pic is you, just do some sports for your health and not for losing weight.

If pic isn't you, I can't judge how you look, but a healthy diet + some sports, be it cardio or lifting will do good.

Pic is definitely not me (too chicken to selfpost on 4chan), I'm trying to achieve that actually.

Thanks a lot for the help though, I guess b is the winner.
