is a pbj sandwich an acceptable snack for a 145 lb, 6'0" tall male who is trying to burn some body fat to make his muscles look a bit more defined?

If you use whole wheat, natural peanut butter (JIF is shit) and just a little bit of jelly it's alright.
Don't slather the peanut butter on though. Use a moderate amount.

You might want to build some muscle first.

eat the peanut butter that has oil floating on top.
You need to mix it before its eaten obviously but it's much more healthy that that creamy crap that diluted in saturated fat.

He's right. You'll just end up looking like a skinny fuck without definition.

Pb&J is decent, and it's delicious.

1) Whole wheat bread
2) Sugar-free good jam(whatever you like, but jams can vary from 20 Cal per serving - 80 Cal per serving.)
3) Natural peanut butter or make your own. Jif may taste good, but if the nutrition facts are bothering you then tell Jif to GTFO.

You can't define what you don't have.
