Hey /fit/,

I'm looking for some good stretching routines you guys have developed. I want to start doing something in the morning but not something that will get me too worked up and sweaty before work.

I know I could just find some stretches online, but I was looking for a 'routine', for lack of a better term, that some of you have done and stuck to that worked. I'm looking for something that works as many parts of the body as possible, but my focus would be legs (see pic in op)

i also would like any suggestions for stretches just to improve flexibility all around. im quite fit and can touch my toes and all that but ive never been able to interlock my fingers behind my back.
