Hey guys, just a simple question.
I recently started muay thai training, which i'm visiting two times a week(monday,thursday).
I also like do to some workout at home.
Question is: Should i train the day before or after i visit muay thai(doing a lot of endurance training there), or doesn't it make any difference

Definitly an offday after workout, maybe even an offday after thai training? Don't know how stressfull it is to you.

You better ask your coach, he's the one that will be able to tell you.
I'm a boxer and my trainer recommends to do weight training the day after boxing
