Guise, I found a girl I like, time to lose some weight.

How would I get rid of upper body fat fast? I have dumbbells I could use to speed up the process possibly. I want to aim towards the chest and the stomach. Any halp would greatly be appreciated. Just saw a picture of her hugging a boy so there's probably going to be competition.

Yes, I do feel muscle now after only a month of doing them, but the thing is, I lost total mass, which is what I want in the upper body also. I mean...I don't even fill out my shorts/pants anymore. It's not skin tight anymore, I mean.
