Hey /fit/

im pretty thin, and need to put on a bit of weight. I eat, but have a fast metabolism to. Any tips?

While this is the right forum to ask, there is usually 3 or 4 threads a day that ask this exact same question. I'd recommend you lurk a heap more before starting your own thread and making the same people repeat themselves.

Best advice I can give you (as a fellow ecto) is to eat more and more often. While this sounds obvious, the best thing you can do is to try and eat 5-6 meals a day as opposed to your 2-3. This doesnt necessarily mean eat twice as much, as opposed to eating more spread out. Obviously, if you can up the amount of food you take in you'll also gain weight. Just try and eat every 2 to 3 hours, even if its just a peanutbutter sammich or some pasta.
Thats the best advice i can give you as i'm not trained in this area at all and have only really gained this knowledge from this forum. But after doing a little research it looks reliable.
