What's your experience with cosmetic surgeory? I've lost a lot of weight over the past 2 years, but I'm more depressed then ever becuase even though I weigh less then friends my height I still look like a fat fuck. I didn't even loose that much though, around 20 - 25 kg.

My main concern are my so called 'love handles' I've never been able to get rid of. Also there's a lot of excessive skin around my stomach area.

I've tried loosing more weight, but I had to stop at a certain point becuase I was becomming underweight. I almost even developed an eating disorder. I've also been doing a lot of muscle training for the past 1,5 year, but none of it seems to have had any effect.

I'm really desperate /fit/. Surgeory seems to be the only solution for me at the moment, but it seems so drastic..

Yes, im aware of how the body works. However my eating habbits changed a lot in the past 1,5 year. Sometimes i'd just eat normal/more than avarage, other times i'd be skipping enitre meals on a day.

Point is all the muscle training did have effect. I now push double of what I used to on most machines at the gym, and my chest/arms are much more buffed. However, concerning my stomach area, there's no visible change there..

Nobody cares about your machines or how much you can bench.

What's your deadlift at? Squat? HIIT much?

If you've been fat those are the kind of things you need to be doing. Get some core muscles, burn some residual fat and water.
