/fit/ What should I do to make my arms massive.

I know it sounds like a faggot question, but I have a fairly flat stomach, not toned, but I don't give a shit about abs at the moment. I've got reasonable arms with just over average muscle.

What can I do to acheive that giant arm, bursting out of shirt, bouncer-arms look?

Equiptment I have atm is limited to pushups, 2 dumbbells with adjustable weights that can be made to 5kg each, 8 kg on each, 10 kg on one, and finally 16 kg on one.

i had a strength coach in hs weightlifting/football that swore that increasing triceps, and supporting muscles would more for you that concentrating on biceps.

triceps 80% larger than biceps so concentrate on the tri. if you want it bigger do dips which mostly isolates the tri, but if you want a fit body focus on shoulders, back, pecs, then compensate with your arms afterwards, big arms look stupid on little bodies
