Dammit /fit, my daily routine has gone to the dogs. Need to lose 20 pounds. Rate diet plan. Give suggestions

MEAL 1 7AM 1 Bowl Oatmeal with Milk and Honey+1 Banana+1 Boiled Egg White

MEAL 2 11AM 2 slices brown bread + Cottage Cheese + Mustard

MEAL 3 1.30 PM Boiled Corn + 1 Carrot + 1 Tomato + Lemon Juice

MEAL 4 4PM 2 slices brown bread + 1 Boiled Egg White + Mustard
OR 2 slices brown bread + Canned Tuna

MEAL 5 6.30PM 1 Apple + 1 Orange

MEAL 6 8.30PM 1 Bowl Tomato Soup

yeah that's what i;m doing. I'm 6' 0", 190 pounds, so I need about 2000 cal/day if i want to lose weight. but the diet is ok right?
