6'4" here at 180lbs. You are not overweight or obese so you must be doing something right. You may feel the need to shape up a little though.
A few things will help: CONFIDENCE GOALS WILL POWER (STOP WHINING) Exercise in the morning (may I suggest crunches to get rid of the minor belly fat) Sleep Time lower your calorie intake to around 1500 (you'll live longer) and my favorite diet meal Whole Wheat, smart balance peanut butter and banana sandwich. DON"T DRINK SODAS (except maybe on those rare occasions when eating out. The fewer times you drink them, the better tasting they are) If over 21, lay off the alcohol. If under 21, lay off the alcohol.
