I wonder what the hell is going on, I'm 181cm/ 5"11 and weigh 68 kg i think thats about 155 pounds. I'm still fat, i have manboobs and i can grab a fistfull of fat on my belly, fuck even on my back there's alot of fat. I do know i have to workout and yes i do workout and no i don't eat to much i'm counting my kcal everyday, so what should i do? Just keep this up and wait until my fat is gone or am i'm doing something wrong here?
