Usually something different every week.
My last one was a Wendy's Spicy Chicken with a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger. The Jr. BC has the same amount of calories as a medium fry, so I got no fries and a burger instead. I was disappointed in the burger.
A few weeks ago was pizza. Last week was a McDonald's Angus burger. Chinese Food. KFC Hot Wings + Mashed Potato Bowl.
This weekend I think I'm craving pizza again, so might get some pizza, or maybe some wings. One day a week I cheat, usually Fri-Sat or Sun, and I try to keep the calories within my maintenance range, if not a little below.
One weekend was crazy. I had a Angus burger, Fries, McChicken, then the next day I got really drunk, had pizza, and I think a donut. Was like 'woah'
Wont be doing that again. Bloated me up a pound, cut back on what I had hoped to lose that week. But I'm back on track.
