My friend has about the same stature as you, he does 20 miles a day. He breaks it up (he also has a lot of free time as he's in university) He does miles 1-9 in the morning, takes a break for a few hours, then does miles 10-20 in the afternoon after dinner.
This is hell in the beginning, he could barely move his legs for a few days, he was blistered as fuck, and he was a sweaty pig.
It's been two months now and he's dropped 60 pounds, and put about 20 back on but with muscle. He's got next to no chubby tits and he's slimmed the fuck down. It's really easy to do once you've got started.
