Hey /fit/,Sunday I started my dieting/exercise regimen in earnest.Its pretty weak as I have not done any sort of strength training in months. So I was doing sets of 15 pushups and 30 situps.Anywho, I mixed sets of 50 jumping jacks into there, and now my calves are hurting. Is it safe to run 5 miles today or did I mix in the wrong exercise?
HOLY SHIT IT'S SAIGAGUY.*ahem*I'd take it easy at first and rest your calves. Go hard when you feel you're ready but at first take it easy. Go shoot something instead.
