Ive been supplementing with creatine for a few months now. I take around 10g a day. I mix 5g with water and drink it while im running then after im done lifting i have another 5g with my pwo. I weigh 150lbs. Does this sound good? Am I over or under doing it? pic related.

It's fine. Anything over 5g usually gives me diarrhea, but if it works for you do it. Just make sure you're drinking extra water.
