Hay /fit/!Today was my ass to ground squatz day and I squatted:100kgs in every set:1x6 reps1x8 reps1x10 reps1x12 reps1x15 repsWhaddya think? Should I up the weights next time?The last set was about to kill me - but I got through them ;)
You should be doing rep ranges... ie 3 X 8-12.. if you can get to the twelfth rep and do it with ease, it's time to uyp the weight.

When you lower the amount of reps, you should try increasing the weight each time.
