Yesterday, I woke up at like 5PM because of stupid decisions on Friday night which resulted in an off schedule. I need to stay up until 5PM today now to at least try to get on a normal schedule because I have shit to do starting around 10PM Monday and I can't end up sleeping through that. I know pulling a 24 hour day isn't healthy and all, but I have to do it. What I'm wondering is should I just continue my meal plan throughout this extended sleepless state? For example, my last small meal was at about 6AM and I generally eat every three hours, so nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger nigger

Ignore it and continue as normal asap. No point in trying to compensate for it then screwing up.
