I've seen a bunch of posts lately from people who lost weight and have excess skin now.I'm planning to go from 187 to 150 or so, by non-stupid food, weights, cardio... how fast can I lose it without risking excess skin crap?
If you're actually going to eat healthy, balanced meals while doing weights and cardio you really shouldn't have much to worry about.
