Hello thar.19year old male 83 kg hereRecently I started working out/having a better diet and lost about 9 kg (down from 92)My daily calory intake is 1200. This is what a dietist said to me. Now before you start flaiming "eat moar" and shit; I know that I have to but let me first finnish my question.So appart from eating less; I've been starting lifting weights, starting with machines going to loose exercices ( don't know if you call it like that, it are the exercices with dumbells/barbells etc in Belgium the call em like that anyway^^)So yeah I do these 3 days a weak doing different muscle groups everyday.Now in order to lose the fat, I'd like to go running.But I know this is bad for them muscles; very bad, since I have such a low calory intake.Comment too long. Dunno man, this is a hard one..
If you're going to go running with a diet like this, your calorie deficit will drop BELOW 1200, throwing your body into starvation mode.Eat 1500 and you should be alright.
but isn't it bad to go running since you burn your muscles, reducing the effect your training has to zero?OP^^
