also find canned stuff with no salt added
then you'll have fuckwin healthy chili
i did that, and a full meal of chili is like 600 cals with a shitton of protein adn fiber with hardly any starch, sugar, fat, or cholesterol
also throw in some jalapenos or habaneros
garlic, too
maybe some tomatoes for more vitamin a
basically you can make chili your one-a-day vitamin by adding any veggie you need for certain vitamins
and FUUUCK it's good
i think i'm going to make a week's worth tomorrow for this coming workweek
