(Well, the added weight is much more recent.) I'm slowly getting some muscle definition in my arms, chest and back, but I'm not seeing much improvement in the abs.
What's this "bulk up, cut back" business? I do both weights and cardio now, and though I don't seem to be losing much weight, I think I'm cutting back fat and building muscle. I do read though about going in phases, building up muscle first to burn off the fat, then doing more fat-burning exercises to get rid of the fat itself.
What's going on here?
