What the hell are "lateral curls" and "front lateral curls"? A row? A pec fly?You need more compound exercises. Do bench presses, overhead presses, and deadlifts.
And lower the volume of squats you do. I've heard some good things about 20 rep squat sets, but I'd much rather do 5 rep sets.
