Sup /fit/?

I have asthma, and I'm having a mild but not yet serious asthma attack. I have a puffer, but its at home and I am not, nor will I be until tomorrow.

Anyone know a home method for getting rid of or at least lessening asthma without my inhaler?

That would rock if I had some coffee... but unfortunately I don't have that either.

Any more suggestions? My attack is getting worse...

if you live in canada goto hospital, otherwise just breath calmingly, and stay in one place make sure you can maximize air intake, go outside if you gotta , crack a window

Lucky me. I do live in Canada. Its not serious enough yet that I need to go to the hospital. But if need be I'll call 911 and have them come get me/bring me something.

I've been searching online and some sites were talking about breathing methods. I'm trying it and it seems to be slowing it down a bit.

Still open to other options. I'm going to crack open this window here though.

I've heard tea or steam from boiling water is supposed to help. But that's something I heard when I was way younger.
