Oversleep Anonymous
dear /fit/

lately I have been waking up abnormally early for some unknown reason (it's not my alarm clock), so in order to not be tired throughout the day I have been sleeping in. The problem is that following a post-interruption sleep session, I feel like my mind is slow and there's a general feeling of unpleasantness not otherwise present following uninterrupted sleep. Why is my cognitive function so impaired by this kind of sleep pattern?

Oversleeping is bad, get out of bed when you wake up, if if you'll feel like shit for 30mins it's better and you'll feel better during the day.

So take a siesta in the afternoon. Problem solved.
