sup /fit/

5"10 300 pounder here. yes, I'm fat.

The only exercise equipment I own is a recumbent exercise bike, buying more equipment like weights is out of the question right now, due to my lack of cash flow, gym membership is also a no no for that very same reason.

/fit/, tell me exactly what (literally) and how much of it to eat per day and at what times, fitting around how often and how long/what distance I should do on the bike, per day. If someone has a good plan, I will follow it religiously. I'm very serious about losing weight, I've already lost 25 pounds in the last 3 months, but i don't have much of a routine, and its all fairly sporadic, quite often I feel ill, I think because I may not be getting enough of the good nutrients, etc, that my body requires, but this is where /fit/ comes in.

give me a good rountine for my bike, and diet plan that i will follow 6 days per week.

(pic related, because it's a fat guy, although it's not me, and I'm not that fat, thank god)

I mean literally tell me 'what' to eat, and I'll do it.

I don't mean say "blah blah % crabs, blah blah % protein, or and get 5 - 7g's of fiber".

OATZ. There you go, OP.

FUCKING OATZ

/FIT/ IS NOT YOUR PERSONAL DIETITIAN! GO DO SOME RESEARCH YOU LAZY FAT FUCK! YOUR LAZINESS IS PROBABLY WHY YOUR SO FAT IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Hey man, calm down, you sound angry :')

Eat no more than 2000 calories a day, do 10 sets of bodyweight squats to failure, and get 100 push ups in as few sets as possible. Do this for 6 months.

It's retarded, but at your weight it would probably make a difference. That's the kind of half assed shitty advice you get from /fit/ when you're a lazy fat fuck that won't bother to learn on his own. The problem is that you are worthless human garbage that wont ever lose weight until you admit that it is your responsibility and yours alone. Fuck you, go be fat somewhere else.

Try seeing a doctor. Seriously, you're expecting proper advice HERE?

what do you guys think of this plan?

OP, my advice is to give up now. You don't get to THREE HUNDRED FUCKING POUNDS and suddenly realize you need to lose weight and to do so by eating a planned out diet regimen. You lose weight by eating less and doing more, not by following some guideline because being a fat fuck you will stray. Please, give up now.

Just get use to the fact that when you die, you will be in a huuge coffin that no one can carry.

Basically this OP. To make any lasting changes you have to change gradually, not set up strict regimes.

Stop living in la-la land thinking you'll pull off the diet of an anorexic

I didn't just "suddenly realize" I needed to lose weight, I've known that for a long time now. As I said, I have already lost 25 pounds in the last 3 months, but overall around 50 pounds if you count the whole year. So I can lose weight, and I can continue the I'm going, its just that I don't think I'm going about it 'the healthy way', for reasons already stated. So I'm not asking for help in actually losing weight, just help in losing weight in an healthy way.

I just think that by putting more of a structured plan into place, I can benefit more and know where I stand.

From this point on, you no longer drink sodas, sugary fruit drinks, or alcohol, or coffee. You now only drink water and unsweetened tea.

From this point on, you no longer eat white bread, ever.

From this point on, you no longer eat any pork product or processed meat, ever.

Form this point on you no longer eat any other fat/sugar combo candy crap snacks at all.

From this point on, you avoid fatty add-ons like cheese and sour cream and mayo. Lean meat already has enough fat in it.

Food is now on there for one purpose, to feed you protein and good carbs as efficiently as possible. You do not care about how it tastes, if it has the nutrition you need, its fucking delicious.

-Buy cans of chicken breast, and frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts, eat one a day somehow no matter what.

-Buy eggs, boil them, peel them, and put them in the fridge.

-Buy cottage cheese. Learn to like it with berries in it.

-Buy beans, learn how to cook and eat them every day.

-Buy bananas and toilet paper

-Buy oatmeal, one flavored instant, and one big tub of the boring unflavored. Mix them half and half every morning for breakfast with a boiled egg and a banana a multivitamin and a glass of milk. This is more important than any other meal. You fucking eat it and love it.

Eat 5 meals a day. Never get hungry, never get full. Get some carbs and protein a couple of hours before your workout, and take some more protein and carbs within 30 minutes after.

This, also vegetables. Mostly leafy ones, but a wide variety is best. Limit your carbohypdrates to before you lift weights.

I'm having a bit of trouble getting into a regular routine too. I was looking over (>>425829) and this is what i've come up with. I'm about 5'8 and around 205lbs by the way.

~7AM - Wake up and have a drink of cold water
7AM-8AM - Jog around the block (it's roughly a mile), goal is to go round at least 3 times before the hour is up
9AM - Breakfast. Oatmeal (usually with milk. Haven't tried it with just water yet, but will do. If I like it, i'll switch), a banana, a boiled egg and green tea
11:30/12PM (depending on classes) - Fruit salad (strawberries + pineapple, banana maybe?)
3/4PM (depending on classes again) - Tuna pasta (see below)
6:30-8PM - Gym/study
~8PM - Dinner (must try and incorporate chicken meat in somehow)
11PM - Sleep

Now the tuna pasta i'm not so sure about. That post above mentioned get some carbs and protein in before a workout, so I figured canned tuna and pasta as easy sources for both, plus its can be made in about 10 minutes flat. I hear bad things about pasta though when trying to lose weight, so what could I replace it with?

>>426081
Replace Pasta with Brown Pasta. Whole grain is healthy and will do just fine. You can also do brown rice or whole grain bread if you want.
>> Anonymous
breakfast: nothing
lunch: nothing
dinner: 1 cup rice

exercise: walk/run and don't stop until you aren't fat anymore

>>426081
wouldnt it be better to eat something before the morning run?

>>426107

I'll probably eat a banana or apple or whatever.

There it is, a first month plan. The first month will decide if you can make the rest. Because if you stick to it (for real) in month one, you'll feel like a fucking million dollars and will drop at least 2" on your waist.
