No, there is a huge difference. You NEED to work different muscles on different days. The whole point of working out is to break down muscle tissue so they will be rebuilt again.
It would be pointless to bench press on monday and then again on tuesday. You haven't given your body a chance to recover yet. But, if you work chest on monday and legs on tuesday you chest can recover on tuesdays while you are working the muscles in your legs
