I started doing a walk/jog/sprint today half way through just to see how that was. I kind of liked it more. Walked for about 45 seconds to a minute, jogged for 15-30, then sprint for 30, repeat.
Rest period, I walk a moderate pace I guess. But again, today I started doing a walk/jog/sprint.
Running. I have the option of doing it on a bike, but I just enjoy running more. Although, I've done it a few times on a bike and it felt a heck of a lot harder.
