Hey /fit/,

I've recently begun playing tennis. I usually practice maybe 2-3 times a week, not a whole lot, but about a week ago I played about 2 hours a day for three days straight. I woke up at 3 am and my arm hurt like a mofo...It's been 2 days and I still have this dull pain that just won't go away, it's only in my arm. Did I pull something? What do I do? (Icy Hot doesn't really work)

forearm? just rest it it'll be ok, heat/ice will calm that shit down

gotta start somewhere right? I'm currently rated 3.0 and have about a 90mph serve (sucks I know) but I'm getting better.

where the fuck do you get a rating? also, school starts tomorrow. im so excited for the tennis season to start. I wish I knew how fast my serve was. this year is gonna be great I have a few new tricks up my sleeve I'm gonna break out during the tryout tournament.
