In this thread, post your regular exercise routine, you don't have to be detailed.

15 minutes of stretching
30-40 of various cardio (eliptical, threadmill, etc)
40 minutes of weight training (switch on and off between upper/lower body areas)
15 minute cooldown.

Cardio days: 30 minutes HIIT on a bike or elliptical.

Lifting days: 10 minutes on elliptical then about an hour of various exercises. I'm still a beginner so I've yet to break up my routine.

10 minutes of stretching and calisthenics

Anaerobic energizer consisting of 50m sprints with pushups/situps/standing jumps at each stop

4-6 hours of DDR

2-3 mile jog

Repeat four times weekly.

I am not kidding about the DDR part.

I've been doing 25-40 minutes of cardio (jogging with some bouts of running) everyday for about a month. Would doing 20 minutes of jogging in the morning and 10 minutes of HIIT jogging/running in the evening be better than 30 straight minutes of jogging?
