breakfast - serving of Total or Special K (I said a serving, don't just pour without measuring) brunch - fruit, may be oranges, apples, pear, etc. lunch - skinless, boneless, chicken in between wheat bread, put lettuce or tomato or something for some extra flavor linner - fruit, like orange, apple, pear, etc. dinner - not quite sure what you normally eat, but keep it between 300-400 calories
remember to always keep count of your calories. if you can't do so in your head, keep a diary.
