Hey /fit/

I have to visit my dad's house for a couple days because my services are needed (Tech illiterate hicks...). Now, I'm currently putting on mass, and won't have access to the gym while I'm there. Any tips for an upper body workout with a lack of weights? Hes a construction worker, so there are cinder blocks and shit around, maybe something I could do with them? Theres also 20 pound, 15, and 10 pound dumbbells, and a shitty bar with like 100 pounds worth of weights on it. Now, I'm supposed to be doing heavier weight and lower reps right now, to do the opposite would be detrimental right?

Halp.

(I do lower body too, but I'll be back in town Friday and I'll be able to pull it off)

See picture for forearm work. Instead use a cinder block, and about a 3 foot string or depending on your height. Reel the thing up and down to work out your forearms. Sure it doesn't seem like much but when you try it your forearms will BURN.
The light weight bar you have see if you can use chains on both sides, or if you have bands you can use those. These are great for increasing your max also.

enoy the resting time and let your body heal itself, a few days is not going to make or break it

Charles fucking Atlas didn't use weights, do some chinups, pullups, etc. and you'll be fine.

Just take a break for a while. A couple days is not going to destroy your gains or anything.
