I've decided to get my life back in order and whip my butt into shape. Just quit smoking.

Went for a run this morning and it almost fucking killed me.
Is there anything i can do to facilitate the regeneration of my lung capacity or do i just have to wait it out?
Is it alright to push myself to the brink right away or should i take it easy for a while?

Hahaha oh wow.. also smoking has nothing to do with it you're just a fatty.

More bars, in more places. Are banning smoking.

Your weight probably has more to do with it than smoking.

i used to run when i wasnt smoking and it wasnt nearly as bad. I was heavier back then too. I can usually push through the pain and exhaustion, but this time the limiting factor was definately my lungs.

You're full of shit, retard.

Wait it out OP. You might hack up some lung shit in a few days if you were a heavy smoker. There's nothing you can do but keep going.

i was a fatty+smoker, 23, I was able to wobble 1km to get started, and quit.

You should not wait. Only running will increase your running distance/ability.

You should push yourself until you bleed.

If i feel like smoking: go for a run.
No such thing as rest days.
If I don't go for a run 2 days in a row i feel like crap.

The first 400m is always the hardest.

do a 7 day fast and all that shit from smoking will be flushed out of your system

alright man, i'll take ur advice

My grand plan is, along with eating and supplements, gym monday wednesday friday, running tuesday thursday weekends. You've got me thinking of running whenever now, even more than once a day.

7 days of fasting will not remove years worth of smoking.

7 days of fasting... yeah sure if your a camel.

Took me like 2 months to get good lung capacity.

Your plan is good too, but the main thing is to get out there and run.
