Ok /fit/, so about a week after doing like 25 squatz for the first time evar in my life, my legs are still incredibly sore. Ordinarily I would view this as acceptable...however, I'm going to an MMA gym with a friend in two days and I need to be recovered by then. What do you people recommend as an effective way to recover from squatz? Preferably under $15.

the answer is more skwatz, seriously. just do some deep knee bends. yes it will hurt like hell at first but you need to warm up the muscle to get the lactic acid out of the tissue. you should feel better after a while.

No, rest.
Doing more exercise now will only increase fiber damage.
Even though you feel better when you train now, this is only thanks to endorphines blocking the pain.
The damage is still there and will return as doms.
