Better eating. Anonymous
Up until a few years ago I was decent at working out and had alright sense of what to eat. Since then I've become a fat ass. When it comes to eating now, its just terrible and considering dieting is like 70% of it, im feeling screwed. So what I'm asking is, lets say on a daily to weekly basis, what do you eat and how much of "it" do you eat? I feel as though this sounds vague, but this is the best i can put it. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

as long as you eat when you are hungry you will be fine, make sure exercise and squatz, have healthy choices and its easy to decide what you want like, breakfast orange juice and OATZ, like raisen bran, lunch should have protein and so should supper, just cut out the sugers and junk foods brah.

Eat more natural foods and less junk. Eat smaller portions. Don't eat white bread/whire rice/white pasta and replace it with wholegrain versions.
