No, probably not. My brother is 6'1 and only weighs 145lbs because he does lots of running. Your lean mass is definitely going to be lower.
My advice would be don't pay attention to your weight, at all. Weight doesn't tell you anything about your bone mass, muscle mass, or fat mass, it just tells you what the sum of them is. You wan to be aerobically fit with low body fat, which a scale won't be able to tell you. Go running (or something) every day for the rest of your life; sometime before you die you'll be fit, and you'll know.
