When I used to be into martial arts and shit, they would give us this thing called "countdowns" where you would do a series of excersizes doing ten of each and then you would start over again but you would do nine and then eight and so on and so forth. Some people would even start from 15 or 20.
Anyway, first you had to do push ups, then jumping jacks, then bicycle situps, after that I forget though...
anyway, it's a good way to get some cardio in when you can't run.
