Hey /fit/,So I started at a new gym today, and I noticed that they seem to have two kinds of barbells. One is the standard barbell, but the other is like the standard barbell but much shorter. It's not a standard barbell, the hole in the middle is the same, but it's 2/3rds or so the length of the other one. What is this, and is it okay if I use it for deadlifts, rows, and presses?
