But If you want to look like a swimmer or a diver, swimming and diving is usually a good start, they're just resistance exercises *Less so for diving* So you just lose weight and gain a little muscle, but it's strong and can go for a long time.
Exercises at the gymn for this, cardio, runnning, rowing, eating a dick.
