I knew I had a great workout when I was so sore I couldn't move without pain, and this was while trying to fall asleep. 14 hours of sleep and hella whey protein later, I woke up feeling like the animal and warrior evolution had intended, physically capable at last.
Granted, this was basically the first time I maxed out with (or even did at all) situps and pushups in a single day. Since then, the feeling has not been replicated...
