If you find a place to do pullups or dips, try to do those as well. I know you probably can't do a single pullup, but try Kippig pullups instead (google is your friend). But the other stuff you have is ok, I guess.
Add about 20 minutes of cardio 4 times a week, and your good. Start with slow jogs, elliptical machines, and bikes. Work your way up to 30 minutes 5-6 times a week with running (not always on the road, do trails and treadmills to relieve your joints) and swimming if you can.
