In all seriousness, I wouldn't be surprised if the caffeine in your couple cups of coffee a day are screwing with your sleeping habits. Pretty much anything that causes extra energy has to take it from somewhere, leading to a crash.
I'd suggest going off the coffee for a month or so (yes, the first week or two may be hell, depending on much "a few cups" is, and how your body reacts, etc.) to see if that changes anything.
If it doesn't, I'd see a doctor. You may have a hormonal imbalance.
