do full body work outs 3x a week, high rep lifting routine with hiit 3x in between while eating a reduced calorie clean diet. do this for like 2 months, then do like 4 reps of 6-8 with the heaviest weight you can 3x a week full body, or like a push pull split 4x a week, with maybe 1-2 hiit sessions if you want. take creatine during the hypertrophy phase and maybe whey the whole time if you can afford it.
