SUP /fit/,I've decided to start eating better as part of my fitness programme, and am eating more healthy shit, fruit, veg, etc. My problem isn't eating total crap like ice-cream, biscuits, etc., but planning. I'm finding it easy enough to cook good meals for myself during my Easter break, but I need real ideas on how to make preparing decent meals quickly and simply for when I go back to uni. Any quick meal ideas?
Cous cous and veg mix?You just get cous cous, red and yellow peppers, chick peas, spinach and some sweet/sour sauce, mix it all together, heat it up, eat.Tastes really good, and is healthy, some.

Just get real good with a knife and keep your kitchen stocked with veggies. Throw everything else in. Eat!Buy fatfree wraps. Just throw shit in it.Just experiment and have healthy food on hand. Believe me, if you are hungry, you will start to think of stuff.
