Alright folks, can I lose 105lbs in a year? Give me tips on how to at least try, please.

I'm naturally mesomorphic, and I've been in excellent shape in the past. Over the years I've just let myself go, but next year I have a life changing trip planned so I'm fuckin' determined here.

I know how to train and I know how to eat, believe me.
Just looking for wisdom from Anon's who have lost weight themselves, cheers.

Yes. If you stick to the recommended "two pounds per week" rule, you'll lose almost exactly 105 pounds in a year.

Just depends if you're aiming for gaining muscle or not. Cardio and a diet heavy in vegetables, brown rice and seafood will net you a pretty lithe looking body...which is great if you're into being a good looking cross dresser, I suppose.

I didn't know I could lose weight whilst eating brown rice, are you sure?

Also, I have a naturally large frame and even visible muscles under 110lbs of excess fat. So will never be able too appear feminine, nor would I fucking want too.

Shit yes, what an inspiration.

You'd be surprised what "large framed" people would look like if they lost most of their fat and muscle. Starve yourself for a year and you'll be a skinny emofag.

I lost over 50 lb eating white rice most nights for dinner because it's what my mother made me. Brown rice is better, so hell yes you can.

About the rice, yes. It's one of the most high quality carbs you can consume. Burns slowly and packs a lot of energy. Brown is just healthier because it packs more fiber and retains a lot of vitamins (mostly B vitamins).

Low carb shit is largely a myth. Calories matter and fat matters. Complex carbs and proteins are something you want in your diet. However, like any food, over consumption will lead to weight gain. Problem with things like rice and pasta is that lots of people tend to eat 4-6 servings in a single sitting as the whole meal. A serving size of rice or pasta is generally 3/4 of a cup COOKED and packs around 200 calories, so it's not something you want to make your entire meal out of. Just don't be one of those people who dumps nearly half a box of spaghetti into a bowl and slathers it with sauce, cheese and meatballs and you'll be fine.

Good point man. I strength train to avoid that anyhow.

Holy fuck, that's awesome. I fuckin' love rice.

Noted, thanks.

Also, I literally drink gallons of milk daily as it is right now. What's the good and the bad of milk? I drink skim or 1% of course. Protein, calcium and vitamin D are good, and skim is fat free, so what's the deal?

There's 176 grams of sugar in a gallon of milk.

Thats some weird rice. 1/4 cup of dry rice for me is 150 calories, and it becomes a little more than a cup cooked.

Yeah. Just make sure you eat brown rice. I would, but I respect my mother and will graciously eat what she spends time making me.
