OK guys, I'm doing the 5x5 right now. I gots one question for you, sirs.

I like working out right when I wake up. Is that OK? It takes 15 minutes to drive to the gym. Is that wrong? Should I eat something small then head over there? Maybe eat something, wait a few, then go?

What about raw eggs, sir? Or maybe milk since whey is pretty much milk?

I recomment oatmeal mix + whey protein.
Don't ever skip on breakfist.

That's fine for protein, but you want carbs for breakfast mainly.
Carbs will give you energy for your workout and the day.

Although Whey comes from milk, Whey is used because it's so quickly absorbing. Milk on the other hand, is slow absorbing. Since your body has been starving all night, you want to get quickly absorbing proteins, like eggs and whey.

Also, cooked eggs digest slightly faster than raw, but raw is what I do half the time anyway.

Really man, that's an incredibly light ass Breakfast. Your breakfast should be the largest meal you eat throughout the day.

For raw eggs, isn't there a chance of salmonella poisoning?

There is a 1 in 20,000 chance that there is Salmonella inside of an egg.
