Sup /fit/, I've always been in some amount of good shape, and I do gymnastics on a semi-consistent basis, but I've never really been able to develop pectorals that seem fitting to my shape/proportions.I don't have weights at home, but I might join a weight training class and have access through that. What are some good balanced upper torso exercises, preferably w/o weights?
I wish 4chan had a post-count system so we could see how many times somebody posted in their life.

>>322276Thanks. Actual advice... I barely expected that.
>>322256IT'S JUST LIKE I'M IN GAIA!
>>322276actually, youll get bitch tits if you only do regular and wide and such, throw in decline push-ups to build the bottom of your pecs. (feet on chair, hands on ground)
>>322330ok thanks, so if I do the incline push ups, should I do them regular, or wide too?
>>322355your hands should be just outside your shoulders

pushups for a gymnast? fuck you guys, this dude needs to bench press.
>>322432OP said "w/o weights" faggot
if you're trying to build your body, bodybuilding is usually a good shot. Invest in a bench/barbell/weights. Or get a gym pass. I would just buy weights though so you don't need to go to those shit-holes. Sorry if you're poor.
>>322432Why is this? Also; I can do hand-stand push ups, but not as many as I can do normal push ups. What is better for me?I will look into weights soon, as well.
>>322474handstand pushups = shoulders morepushups = chest morewide-hand bench pushups = even more chest.
