Your penis size is set in stone midway through puberty (around age 18 or 20 at the latest, puberty doesn't officially end until around about 28). No pills or stroking techniques will make it larger, sorry. Also, I hope this doesn't hurt your self esteem, but male genital size is almost entirely related to how much testosterone you produced from age 12 to 18. Men with legitimate testosterone deficiencies ALWAYS have a lack of body/facial hair, smaller than average penis and testicles, less acne, much less prone to baldness, etc.
There are three things that will "work":
1) As some others have said, lose weight. You might have a regular sized cock, but it's being hidden by pelvic fat.
2) Penis pump. Only works temporarily, but it does work. Draws a larger than average amount of blood into your penis and thus makes it longer and thicker for about 30 minutes.
3) There is a type of surgery you can get in which they sever a ligament in your penis, causing it to "drop" and expose more length. Probably expensive and risky.
And, sorry to say, but size does matter for most women. Even if it isn't PHYSICALLY required for better sex, it's a mental satisfaction seeing a larger penis and having it fill you up better. It's the same reason guys like big boobs. Sure, they'll take an A cup if they have to, but many prefer a nice round C, yet think anything over a single D is too big. Same goes for us women, under 5 inches isn't usually a turn on, over 9 inches is way too big.
