>ANybody care to share their weight loss eating plan?I jog for a half hour a day 5 days a week, I throw in some yoga and pilates and STILL can not LOSE weight.I am addicted to sugar, love my sweets, carbs are my life, not much of a meat eater and love popcorn with hot tamales. Hmm, wonder why I can not lose the weight!!!! I eat to much junk food.
