Oh, I have no problem fighting the cravings, but... I mean, I didn't figure that if I eat just a LITTLE less every day, it would be this bad... I mean, I keep just drinking and drinking water... but I mean, my stomach HURTS almost. Not like I haven't eaten for 12 hours, but like I'm not getting enough... but as long as I'm just 500 under my BMR, and I'm doing this, the feelings are a good thing, right?

maybe you should try the anabolic diet? that way you can cut the fat and not go as extreme as 500 calories under your daily req. and still lose the fat.

I think it works... I mean, all bodybuilders carb cycle, right? But it says to avoid HIIT while on this diet...
