/fit/ im changing my diet and am a bout to start exercising in my room to try and put on weight.
what food should i be eating? (im about to have breakfast so hurry up with answers)

If you were hoping for a major muscle boost, don't expect to see anything crazy without weights.

thanks, i'll consider getting weights if i can put on some weight without them.
that work out seams pretty good, but im completely lost with the food side of things, is there anything that just gives a list of the sort of foods i should be eating? there's no way i could work out all those percentages of fat and protein and making sure im getting the right amount of whatever from the right foods...
