>>11584 Diet wise you seem to be doing ok. The only "problems" could be in the potato, if someone wanted to be nitpicky, as they're starchy and carb heavy. Do you make the Caesar salad or buy it? Be careful with how much dressing is on it - a McDonalds or other store bought salad can have upwards of 500 calories in it, more than 15 grams of fat, and sugar.
Today or tomorrow, count up the calories you're eating. While the food choices are good, you can still over eat, especially with beans and pitas, which are a tad calorie heavy, despite being healthy. If you stay with these foods (great work on how much protein you're getting) you should be fine as long as you're keeping tabs on calories. If you don't mind sharing your weight, I can give a better idea how many you should be eating.
As for drinking, easy cream and sugar in your tea if you must have it. Try Fruit2o or G2 (the new gatorade) or another fitness water. They have under 50calories a bottle (less then the cream in your tea) and dont taste like water.
What you might want to consider, since you hate breakfast, is a meal replacement, such as a bar or a drink. I currently drink a MRshake for breakfast, fills me up, lots of vitamins, protein, low cal. Might be something to consider.
If you want to accelerate your fat loss, you might want to use the MRshake anyway, or if you like cereal, try the Special K diet, which works by cutting your calories for you by telling you what to eat and when.
