So I re-started my previous diet but want to add more flavor & variety to it. My diet consists of a sandwich make with:

1) Light wheat bread
2) 2 slices of lowfat Ham
3) 1 slice of fat free cheese
4) 2 egg whites, I try to skip yolk as much as possible
5) Mixed dark greens they sell in a little container
6) About 1/3rd of a can of tuna

I tried adding some seasoning salt, pepper, and hot sauce but sometimes I get sick of eating the sandwiches.

I eat 1/4th of the sandwich every hour to speed up my metabolism and maintain my hunger.

What can I eat as a snack or what can I do to make the sandwich taste better?

Make it turkey instead of ham.
Or eat carrots or a handful of nuts a day.

OR BUY DIFFERENT FOOD. Is that all you eat? Good god. You need more protein, carbs, and fats. If you eat more than this, disregard the latter sentence.

I'll replace the ham with turkey but I hate carrots.

I think this is the healthiest I can get in terms of price per protein. I think i'm getting a decent amount of protein and carbs. That's basically all I'm eating.

Fats on the other hand, I only take flaxseed oil supplements. I might switch back to fish oil though.
