Crossfitters are like furries, so pics related.

Xfit is basically the domain of women and feminine-looking guys who, afraid of lifting actual heavy weights, prefer sucking on the cock of the dude pictured to the left. He clearly lives what he preaches in advocating no heavy training...

Well, there's 14 total entry logs, and 3 of them are rest days, so we're left with 11 total days devoted to training. Of those days, 2 workouts are dedicated towards heavy single lifts, which makes 19% of their training heavy lifting. And this is just from observing the page right now. I'd say the trend is that they actually do a LOT of heavy lifting for a general physical preparedness program.

Crossfit is a cultish group of quite weak lifting newbies (Workouts routinely incorporate things like overhead presses with 75 lbs--and, yes, that's for a barbell) that centers around HIIT and lightweight lifting for reps and endurance. I'd elaborate, but bed-time.

it's general fitness, i.e. practical fitness. I see nothing wrong with Xfit, but pretty much everyone and their dog here at /fit/ thinks everything is shitty and fag if it isn't powerlifting.

anyway, Xfit is good, not superb.

I very much fucking doubt that.
