Taller people actually have a slight advantage in deadlift up to a certain point.
I think 6'2 is the optimum height or perhaps it was 6 foot, from a leverage standpoint.
No one maxes leg press, they max squats. No one maxes skull crushers its an isolation exersise And no one maxes shrugs
The only thing people max are the big 3.
275 bench (with arch), 405 squat, 435 dead
Granted Im 6'1 so bench is somewhat weaker for me and my other compounds are slightly above average
