Been working out since January 2007. Badly at first but started a real plan in September.
According to exrx 1 rep calculator
Bench: 205 Squat: 267 Deadlift: 242 (I only started deadlifting about 3 weeks ago)
According to exrx, that places me towards the high end of intermediate on squat and bench but almost novice at deadlift.
