It isn't a diet.
The guy just told you what he eats. As long as he receives enough protein from his nuts, then it's completely capable, since nuts in general are so calorie dense, and can be great for bulking.
I don't exactly see why they had to point out that him eating so healthy is the reason for his age-defying health, since living healthy and eating healthy is clearly the fucking cause for that.
Just eat six meals a day and mix it all up, if you want to do that.
Seems boring to me though.
