6 pack? TPMJB

I was wondering how long it usually takes to develop a six pack. I've been working out for about two weeks at least every other day and this is the progress I've made.

My workout is:
-60 push ups (2 reps of 30)
-100 crunches (2 reps of 50)
-3 minutes of these leg raise things where you lay down and hold both legs at about a 45 degree angle with the floor. ( 2 reps 1:30 each)
-40 hindu squats (for the hell of it, 2 reps of 20)

How can I improve my workout? What do you suggest for new exercises? Also what's a good exercise for obliques? I've never worked those before.

HIIT is far better than just going for a jog.

Seriously though OP you routine is a joke. Get your self a squat rack and start doing squatz. 2 reps is not enough aim for 5-8.

Hanging leg raises are superior. Then comes weighted crunches. Your best option is to sign up for gym membership or just buy a squat rack. Get a backpack stuff heavy shit in it, wear it while you do pull ups

you can get one of those bars you install in your door frame for about $20 at sports authority. Weight capacity is only 200lbs though.

If you want to work out your obliques do bicycle crunches. Do not do regular crunches anymore. Don't do them ever again. Focus on doing the bicycle crunches with the BEST form. If you can't do it with the BEST form then go fuck yourself.
Keep reading about exercise and you'll improve your routine. The important thing is to STICK to your routine. Modify it as you go. You will eventually figure out what you need to do. ENJOY.

It has to do with cardio? Push ups I know have nothing to do with abs. I'm doing those in lieu of the bench press we haven't found a place for (moved into a smaller house). I usually did about 4 reps of 10 of 180lbs when I had it but that was a year ago.

So I'll do some HIIT and some hanging leg raises. What do you guys suggest for obliques?

There is also a nifty thing called The Russian Twist. I do this after regular crunches and you definitely feel it working after a few reps.
