Now I can go in and out of it at will,

My metabolism is slow as dick. But I still lost 100 lbs in 6 months. Also...make working out a habit and you will look forward to it instead of dreading it. Just keep mixing up your routine.

Forgot to add that I started out losing through starving myself.....then I joined a gym and I go 4-5 days a week to do cardio. Problem is that its very tough to get myself to eat any sort of food. My usual calorie intake is somewhere around 700 a day....(5'11, 230)and I know its fucking me up because I have very low energy and I sometimes get hunger pangs at random moments. Don't get an ED....they're hard as dick to get rid of.

Truthfully, I lost 120 lbs. this way.

Along with restricted caloric intake and a little bit of strenuous exercise every once and a while. (About once a week.) This was over the course of six months.

I only threw up when I thought I ate too much. I admit, this was usually five times a week, as my eating habits were hard to control from time to time, I sometimes did it twice a day.

After every forced vomit, I'd wash out my mouth. My teeth are fine.

You see, my goal was to lose 100 lbs. That's why I lost 120 before I stopped, because the general rule is that you'll gain back 20 lbs. in the next few months after you lose something like that amount of weight.

I would not advise controlled bulimia if the amount of weight you want to lose is below 50 lbs.

I am no longer bulimic. I am not depressed, and I do not constantly feel tired. I can run again. I can do things without getting winded. I still measure out my caloric intake and daily activity to maintain my weight, but that's just what anybody should do.

If anything, becoming temporarily bulimic was a major improvement for me.

Nothing is that incredibly bad for you unless poison control is telling you to induce vomiting five minutes ago. Now, maybe if you're a colossal fuckup you overeat constantly and inhale garbage like it's going out of style (it is). In which case you'll find yourself puking constantly. BAD END.
