>>27936 OP here. I don't eat meat except for fish and eggs, so that's probably part of why I don't have a lot of protein.
>>27956 I unfortunately don't have the time or money to go to a gym, especially to make an ass out of myself in front of dudes that are all like 100x in better shape than I am. My original thinking was that it would be better to try to lose the fat before putting on any muscle, so I wouldn't still look like someone fat, just with muscle under the fat. Obviously I'm incompetent enough that I can't even take on one thing at a time and do it successfully.
For cardio, I either run (outside) for 40 minutes or jog for 20 and do intervals for 20.
for non-cardio, I use a set of 15lb weights. 3 sets of 8 of bicep curls, tricep kickbacks, rows, shoulder presses, and front raises. 50 squats, 50 pushups, 20 bridges, 20 leg lifts, 20 bicycle crunches, and 20 side crunches on each side.
Falcon punch away, as I'm sure I fail miserably, but at least I've been trying to do something.
