>week 30

Oh so this stuff takes forever. I'm game, but still. How quickly does it take to fuck up your physique once you work hard to get it?

Being fit is a lifestyle, not something you do in a few weeks. Once you've attained your goals, it gets a bit easier, as you just need to set up a less intense maintenance routine, but you can't just slack off and expect to remain in shape.

no it's not. u just have to eat healthy that's all. no maintainance routine needed.

Well I eat 4000 calories of whatever I want a day 7 days a week and I am perfectly fit despite not exercising ever and sometimes not even leaving my house for weeks at a time. Not a skinny nerd, just a healthy normal weight person. It really depends on the person as to how much physical fitness you need to stay at a healthy weight. I would imagine most fatties could get by with just healthy eating and aerobic activity twice a week.

I don't think there's others that well done. At least not that I've seen.

John Stone (as you can tell) takes dedication to documenting his progress, routines and diet beyond what you'd normally expect. It's really amazing to see the different routines he's tried and what results came from them. You could see once he started to see his first positive results, he took it all the way to getting shredded. Then he wanted to bulk back up. Then he changed his diet. All of it documented.

wow, he looks like a completely different person by 2005

I would have stopped in late 2003/early 2004. He looks like a meat-head now.

I still don't understand bulking. Most chicks I know dig the lean six pack with tits look.

They're called lesbians.

you should be doing it in cycles, bulk for a few months to gain muscle then cut down and get that ripped look most girls like

What's the point of doing that though? Isn't it easier to just work out properly so that you stay ripped while maintaining decent muscle mass? Honestly, for the 1 chick that likes your bulgier muscles there will be another that would rather see you Brad Pitt skinny. Sounds like a pointless regimen if it's just for sex appeal.

it's true, most women seem to be into lean and defined vs bulky, not all but a lot.
