Sup /fit/

I think this is the right place to ask this, but anyway,

I've got a small amount of very mild acne. By very, I mean a few red spots around my right cheek and my temples. I would like to take care of this as soon as possible (A few days, maybe a week). Is this possible?

Yeah, I wash and exfoliate every day, but these fuckers aren't going away.

Is there some kind of super-washing method that will open my pores and suck all the remaining gunk out of them?

If you heal fast you can just cut 'em off

I've heard of a method where you fill a container with extremely hot water and put your face in until it reddens - steam dipping, I think it was called. The heat will open your pores, getting rid of pimples.

Do that like 2-3 times a day.

Well, fuck, I don't want to boil my face.

How hot, like 70 degrees celcius?

This is what I did to get rid of my acne, I had mild/moderate acne on my chin. I always had something broken out..

Wash your face with a non-comogenic face wash, I use Neutrogena Extra Gentle Wash (the one that adds back moisture, extremely recommended for this acne treatment) then..
benzoyl peroxide cream 2.5% (neutrogena on the spot acne treatment), rub a good amount on the affected area only, you want to put a thin/medium layer on it, rub it in, let it set in and absorb, when you dont see it anymore then apply salicylic acid 1% on top of it (I use Clearasil Blackhead Control Gel, You can probably find at it your local Dollar Tree), I just applied it over the area, you dont really need to rub it in on this step, the salicylic acid helps the BP soak in deeper also helps clear out your pores and semi-exfoliate. Pretty much work together greatly.

Then thats it, I would wake up in the morning and wash my face again with the Neutrogena just to get the excess film off. I suggest only doing the BP/Salicylic Acid stuff at night so when you wake up your face doesnt look semi-flushed. I only had acne on my chin so I didnt need to apply it through-out my face. But it does work.. dries up pimples like crazy. I still use it every day and its been over 4 months.. I tried a shitload of things (Duac Gel, Klaron, etc).

The end. Im sure someone is gonna go hurrrr BP is terrible. Dont care, try my method or not.
