Hey /fit/

I have a problem. I have been working out for nearly 3 months and am getting into shape like I want, but when I checked my blood pressure today, it was 148/81 with a pulse of 89 at resting which is not impressive. A month ago, I was at 113/68 with a pulse of 71. I started taking adderall since then and the test was performed at one of those store blood pressure machines. Are those accurate? Why is my blood pressure so high even when I'm staying away from sodium? HALP

Adderall is the problem. It's an amphetamine.

it's definitely the adderall

you should tell your psychiatrist about that... actually, he should be checking that on his own
