/fit/ I moved into my dorm about 3 weeks ago. i live in nashville so its hot outside and i have the air on chilly inside. about 1 week ago i noticed i would wake up in the morning drenched in sweat. my pillow, sheets, cover and whole upper body were dripping.I tried turning on the air cooler, but no effect. still for the last week i have been waking up drenched in sweat. when i was much younger i had sleep apnea due to swollen tonsils but i had those removed. the sleep apnea would cause me to sweat in my sleepso my question is this: has anyone expierenced this and if so what should I do?
cmon its not that hot here dawg
Drink more water, create breeze in your room.
