i do squats off my bench.the bar is adjustibe,so its pretty easy to do.still as the weight is getting heavier,im starting to think i need a new system

Just get two bars. One for bench and deadlifts, another for the squats. The squat one always stays up on top of the rack.

Buy a bunch of 45 pound plates off a garage sale or something like that, and you are laughing.

Or do you not have one of those squat/bench racks?
