Sup /fit/. I lost my abs several years back and I was wondering what the quickest way to get them back would be. What exercises should I be doing? Right now I'm doing 3 reps of 25 crosscrunches, 3 reps of 12 situps, and 3 reps of normal crunches, as well as some pushups and other shit to target my pecs.

Yes, thats right, you're abs actually wasted away what you need to do is more crunches. <sarcasm> It couldnt be that what really happened is you're bodyfat increased and covered them up and all you need to do is fix your diet and do cardio to get them back. that would be ridiculous. <sarcasm/>

also, you're a fucking bear, and I appreciate it

If you think that's a lot of bodyfat you're insane. Yesterday my calories consisted of 1 small bowl of cereal, a glass of orange juice, a small chicken sandwich, and 1 coconut macaroon. Yeah there's fat there, but there's no muscle either. I'm wearing 30's in the photo.

Then give me a routine. Just keep in mind I can't run because I have bad knees.

You know, he's talking about doing 36 situps a day and asking if he's going to get abs. I don't think he realizes how bad 500 calories in a day is for him...

To OP, just do situps/crunches/whatever until you can't anymore, and in an hour, do it again. When you get bored later do it again. If you don't wake up in the morning and can't lift yourself up out of your bed but have to roll off it, you know it's working. And eating 1500 calories a day will lose you more fat than eating sub-1000, and it also doesn't suck as much being hungry all day.

Very subtle.

Why are you concerned about your abs when you would look 1,000x better if you got a base in weight training first?
