Reverse curl on an EZ bar. Make my forearms feel like they're going to burst out of my skin

Honorable mentions: Military press, for it's real world application. Pull-ups, for their versatility.

You put bicep curls first...... That must mean you're a fucking pussy. Then I see quarter squats, seriously what the fuck? Stop fucking fooling your self and go all the way down, ass to heels.

Snatch. The only exercise I know that literally works every part of your body. It's a squat, deadlift, row, and overhead press all in one. Oh yeah and it develops explosiveness.

Could you really ask for more?

Interesting, where's your chest, shoulders, and elbow flexor work? I'd like to hear how your routine works out.

I barely bench. Benching just isn't for me. I do do shoulders. Military presses and such. But most of my time is devoted to deadlifts, squats and back work in that order. backwork generally consists of weighted pull/chin ups and t-rows.
