Cardio doesn't matter nearly as much as calories. Start counting them and weighing yourself each week. If you're weight stays the same, cut 200 calories per day. If you're losing more than 2 pounds per week, add some calories (unless the Machinist look is what you're going for).
To put this in perspective, an hour running on a treadmill (running, not jogging) is only worth about 4 Cokes. Diet >>> cardio.
