You're getting headaches.

Possible things going wrong:
1) blood flow is being limited by your breathing pattern
2) possible aneurysm in cranial area
3) strained neck muscles (you may not feel it)

Solutions:
1) stop doing squats or any sort of exercise for 5-7 days to let your body rest ALOT
2) visit a doctor and stop doing squats or other exercise for 5-7 days.
3) stop any sort of exercise (including squats) for 5-7 days.
4) tits or gtfo

Let your body rest.

need brain energy. eat healthy carbs. have a banana or so just prior. it's light so it digests easily. maybe 20 minutes.
also i'm not sure how water helps but it the body needs it to do lots o' shit. who cares wat just make sure u meet the minimum 2 L per day. Maybe 3 L as u squats.

this happened to me doing horizontal press (in b4 isolation faggy exercises--I don't do them anymore, I do barbell compound lifts thanks to /fit/)

Went to the doctor, doctor said it was probably a pulled neck muscle

I got about 3 pills to take. One was for headaches, one was a muscle limberer (??), and one was an antibacterial, just in case it was a bacterial infection instad of the pulled muscle.

I laid off on the lifting for a few weeks and switched to running uphill both ways.

I don't remember the one for muscles, but the headache one was naproxen 500mg and the antibacterial was amoxicillin of some mg.
