Getting that V taper everyone is always so proud of is not easy, even with regular exercise. Your best bets are to focus your workouts around your abs and obliques, and add more cardio to your weekly routine. Tightening up your diet works wonders, but its also the hardest part to stick to.
Personally I think you shouldn't worry too much about it and think you look great. I don't think I would've even noticed if you didn't point it out. But I'm sure you hear that a lot.
I'd be more concerned about your face. You've got something under your eye.

Lower your body fat %. Just because you're muscular doesn't mean you don't have enough fat to fill some pockets on your body. It just means that your love handles is where your body stores its last vestiges of fat.

I wouldn't worry about them at all, tbh, can't even see what you mean. That may just be the shape of your iliac crest! I'd hit it.

I`ve heard that drinking coffee regularly dries out the body and will eventually make lovehandles go away due to the coffee will dry out the water in the specific areas.is that true?
I believe for those fighting the uphill battle against their own genetics, previous posts are correct: Monitor your fat/sugar intake more closely, and up cardio. Unfortunately there is a point where you must ask....is this about /fitness/ or about vanity? If its about vanity then perhaps you are obsessing over something quite silly?Just some advice, no disrespect intended.
All you can do really is attempt to lower your body fat percentage. If that doesn't work too well for you theres always surgery.
My body used to look pretty similar to the OP. Though, I may have found something that help since my handles finally reduced in volume after persisting for years. What I recently tried at random is rubbing them. No big motions that could stretch the skin, just a massage to the side. I has no "SCIENCE!" explanation to back up if that helps breaking down the fat or anything, but it look like my handles aren't as big anymore.
