I was wondering, should I eat before or after doing cardio? And what should I eat? I heard things with protein and carbs is good. Give me examples.

Before, piece of fruit.

Afterwards I'll normally allow my body to burn for another thirty minutes, then have a protein shake and a banana.

Eat three eggs and a cup of oatmeal.

Well if you don't eat chicken, why would you eat chicken abortion.

Make that a can of tuna, some light mayonnaise for some omega-3's, and some oatmeal.

You can get your white meat from fish such as cod. Try to avoid all of the fatty batter though or don't deep fry that shit. I'm no chef but i'm sure you can do moar than just deep fry cod fish

I'm pescetarian because I don't like the taste of chicken or beef, not because I give a shit about them. If I liked chicken I'd probably raise them and eat them myself. But I love eggs. I think I'll do the eggs and oatmeal. Thanks!
