I worked legs in the gym yesterday. I didn't do high weight but I did an ass load of reps.

But I'm not sore. My muscles are a bit tight and i feel a twinge every now and again, but not soreness. My shoulders are still sore from my workout wednesday but hardly anything from my legs.

Does this mean I wasted a workout?

I'm not looking to get bulk or squat 500 lbs, just a bit more toned, etc.

If you're not sore you might want to do more reps and do them quicker, you may need to lower the weight to do thi sbut that's ok, since extra weight will just make your legs get too bulky
