i got a problem... and that problem is my bitch-knees

i've had these bitch-knees since i was in highschool and no matter how low impact the exercise my bitch-knees hurt

so i come to you /fit/, how do i fix my bitch-knees or am i the bitch?

keep doing low impact exercises with break days in between. And drink lots of milk or eat yogurt. When the fractures heal they get buffer and the bone gets more dense.
