Ok Ausfag here hence kg to pounds conversion.

I need some advice. I'm finishing up uni soon so ill have more time for weights and i wanna get a bit more muscular for summer.

Just a rough estimate of where im at:

Weight 65kg (180lbs) 5'11"

Exercise Routine: 6 - 8 reps per exercise 3 sets, doing weights at a friends house 2 to 3 times a week but depending on business sometimes i miss a weights session. I kinda just do whatever exercise comes to mind and the session lasts around 1 hour.

Bench Press - (60kg) 120lbs

Bicep curl - (29kg) 58lbs

Tricep curl - (29kg) 58lbs

Ofcourse on different sessions i do different exercises, but what im saying is theres no logic to it i just do what comes to mind i dont have a set routine.

also i do ten and ten situps and pushups once a week

so its kinda like 10 pushups then 10 situps then 9 pushups then 9 situps descending to 1.

When i get to the last rep i hold the pushup for 30 seconds and ille hold my legs straigh in the air for 30 seconds for the situp.

If im really keen i might do a bridge exercise and hold that for 60 seconds.
