This is me today at 170. I think most of the weight comes from my legs. I have a lot of muscle from hiking/cycling/walking/running, etc. This is the second time I've had mono (ffs) and last time I gained back pretty quickly, so my goal is 180 and 10% body fat by christmas. I just can't decide if I want to do body weight exercises or compound lifts to get there.
