Well, I've tried a LOT of shit and I can't loose the weight. I way 236 pounds with lots of fat. I have walked on a treadmill for 30 minutes every day for 3 weeks almost, and have eaten healthy the whole time, and only lost about 3 pounds.. I haven't over eaten, I'm eating 6 small meals a day like my doctor told me and NOT 3 large meals..

walking for 30 minutes aint going to do shit. You should get on an elliptical and try going at jogging speed. That should get your heart rate up enough to start burning shit. Also even if you are eating healthy and all that jazz, simple energy in - energy out. If you are only doing the walking for 30 minutes and otherwise sitting around and playing games, of course nothing is going to happen. If in addition to elliptical you are also lifting and putting on muscle, that actually will help alot. Mainly because you are going to be burning more, but also because it will give your body a place to put the fat, into muscle.


Really it comes down to, you have tried a "LOT" of shit, but not enough. You have to be more active than walking on a treadmill. Hell people get more exercise than that going to classes every day at some colleges.

walking on a treadmill is as about as good as jacking off when it comes to burning fat(however fapping is much more fun). try jogging on it and throw in some other cardio workouts. it doesn't have to be fancy--or even require a machine of some kind-- but it does need to give you a workout. think of it this way: if you're doing a cardio workout and can easily sing an opera song, then you're not working hard enough; but if you're doing a workout and you hardly have enough breath to say a a few sentences then you're working too hard.
