Hey /fit/, I feel great.

I just got home from the gym and did 20mins on the stationary bike, 15mins on the elliptical and 10mins on the rowing machine. I'm tired as fuck, but I feel very energized.

I've also only eaten:
2x bowls oatmeal.
Green tea.
1x bowl of freshly made popcorn.
1x kiwifruit.
1x mandarin.
2x apple and cinnamon toast.

It's 4:18pm.

Is this awesome y/n?

Eat oatmeal in the morning, eat eggs and shit for protein. Fruit's got unnecessary sugar in it so don't eat it too often.

Can I have oatmeal for dinner? Whenever I have dinner with my family (underage, ya) we tend to have quite large meals.

not bad.... a start to be honest. i'm 17 nd i do ore than that every day for my rowing. really try to incude more muscle building factors in your diet, to balance out the healthy wih the ability to continue working out.
