I am 6'1 150 lbs skinny motherfucker. I have started an FB routine 3 days a week but I'm not able to eat 5-6 meals a day as is reccomended because of my shitty job. I work in an office and they won't let you eat at your desk so I basically have 3 decent square meals a day and a protein shake after a workout. Will I still gain muscle or am I wasting my time without the proper diet? Theres nothing I can do about it at the moment, I hate my fucking job too

You'll do fine without the "proper" diet. I've been doing it for years.

Yes, you'll do better with all the eating, but so long as you eat healthy you'll be alright and make gains.
