Lift some weights. Not a whole lot. Muscle burns fat. Try to eat somewhere between 10-20 grams of fat a day. It's not how little you eat, but the content of your food. Eat healthier.

If you want to loose weight, you'll have to do it the hard way. There is no easy, "unhealthy" way to loose weight.
