Hey guysive started a new diet with 35 minutes exercise a day, i dont eat bread, steak, carbs, fats, oils, i have these 2 diet shakes a day, and a small healthy salad dinner at night.i weigh about 135 kilo's and im about 5'6help me with some pointers on what to do and how to go

nothing elsemainly fruits, vegs, chicken and stuff at night and have 2 shakes a day as meal replacers and 35 mins walking a day should i increase pysical excercise

Eat 2,000 calories a day.Buy a notebook.Count -everything-.Run a half hour a day.Most importantly: Don't quit.Once you're satisfied, treat yourself to a haircut and you'll drop another 5 lbs instantly.
