therefore you usually need to lift less frequently in lower volume in order to NOT suffer from overtraining. It varies by person, but an ecto not on steroids is probably about right lifting 2 or 3 times a week, again LOW VOLUME, high intensity.
endos on the other hand recover quickly from lifting, they can benefit from further training as compared to an ectomorph and don't have a tremendous risk of overtraining. Mesomorphs are in between.
