1. Don't do HIIT. Bo offense, but you're still a fat fuck. The only reason I say this is because you should not underestimate your weight. Do something that is easy on your joints, like cycling or swimming. 2.Stretch marks fade over time, but they will always be there. They are the scars from a time you should never go back to. They are a constant reminder of that time. 3. Safely you can lose about a pound a week. If you're worried about sagging skin, use some lotions, preferably something with shea butter, its good for the skin, but not everyone likes the smell. 4. Eat a lot of small meals a day, you need to eat balanced meals, and get over your fucking finicky eating. Chances are it has been a part of why you're this much overweight. Just another reality check. Get your fucking nutritious meals in, and don't bitch about it, it'll make everything harder. 5. Those are all empty calories. All you have is a little taste, coupled with a fuck ton of sugar. Drink water only from now on. 6. All of that shit is bullshit. Eat nutritious meals, and realize how big of a pain this is going to be. This will probably be the hardest thing you've ever done, get used to it, and good luck. 7. Bullshit. The methods are out there, they are tried and true. Get in the gym, get on the bike, do whatever you need to do. Don't fall for that bullshit on infomercials. They pray on people like you who think losing weight is going to be easy without a ton of hard work. It takes hard work, this is a truth you need to realize. 8. I have no idea, if you have below 12% body fat, you should be able to start seeing abs. As far as the skin, like you were talking about, I'm unsure of. You need to start thinking in small goals though. The abs and stuff will eat away at you. Try to set small goals to reach, and realize that this will probably take you over a year. You're looking at dropping 100+ pounds. That shit is no joke.
