I want to lose about 30lbs(fat) in the next 3 months.
I've been working out for almost 2 years. I've lost over 100lbs of fat as is. I was 371 now am 226.8(weighed yesterday.) I can bench about 185 at max curl 45lbs. but I have extra fat that I don't want. I work out for about a hour every other day. working on a specific part of my body (chest and abs, shoulders and back, legs) but now I really want to get rid of some of the excess... it's not much I mean you can start to see the muscles under neath it. but I figure if U get the body fat down more you'd see it more. Last time my body fat was checked it was 20.1% (which according to their scale is a little less than average(21%) for a 25 year old male I'm 26 but I don't think I look it at all. I was thinking of going on a carb-less diet kinda like the Atkins but with more vegetables. I've pretty much stopped drinking(alcohol) and eating sugars and high fructose syrup in foods. Anyone give me any tips on supplements I can take that work or a recommend a diet? or a specific work out routine for this kinda stuff. My ultimate goal after all is said and done is about 13-15% Body fat and 190-200lbs.

Aye, 6x a day is simply to keep your metabolism at its peak as far as eating is concerned (exercise also necessary for true peak).

Realisically far too many people have no opportunities to eat 6x a day, but if you can find ways to work in just light, healthy snacks somehow, thats all thats really needed. just keep feeding the fuel in the furnace at a steady rate and the flame wont blow out man.

1500 a day is too little unless you're an average woman. Drinking lots of water and eating complex carbs and fruits will curb your hunger and sweet tooth.

Not quite... I went from 235-215 from June - now. And mind you, I'm going into my 3rd year of lifting. Dropped all my college weight + more. So yeah, its VERY possible. Didn't even use diet pills, just protein shakes and nitric oxide(sp?) containing pre workout drink (similar to superpump, no-explode). Current bench max should be ~255lbs. I do workout 5 days a week though for 2 hours a day which includes 2miles daily.

OP, What I did was cut out ALL candy, deserts, soda, sugar drinks such as gatorade, vitamin water etc. I essentially drank only 2% milk, water, and Tea made from bags, leaves. I ate 3 small meals a day with a protein shake right after working out and another whenever I woke up. DO NOT drink orange juice or any sort of fruit juice, they're just concentrated sugar. If anything go for the fruit itself, much more filling and less sugar. I also ate ALOT of white meat such as turkey and chicken with just about every meal. My meals consisted of chicken/turkey with vegetables. Avoid bread if possible and all pasta.

I do believe pasta is okay for a healthy diet to a certain extent.

To an extent. Its not necessary, stick to protein and fiber. Vegetables are full of nutrients and void of calories. Fiber helps clean your system of crap anyways. Pasta is just carbs. Some people do "cheat" days where they will eat pasta, friend of mine does it on weekends. Its his lifestyle though rather than a diet.

Also take a multivitamin every morning upon waking up, I recommend GNC Mega Men Pack. Comes in packs of 30 with 7 pills each. Includes the multivitamin, glutamine pills, nitric oxide and somethin else I forget... also eat or drink protein asap every morning to stop your muscles from breaking down (catabolism)
