So over the past 11 weeks I've lost 23 pounds (249.5 lbs at 6'1" now, woo...) and, among other places, 5" off my waist. My pants are almost entirely held up by my belt now which is at the end of its holes.

The problem is I'm pretty much a poorfag. How long should I put off buying new clothes?

August 1st is my intermediate "goal" day since it's my birthday. Should I/can I wait till then? I'm sure to keep losing after then, though.

Is buying clothes in the middle of your weight loss plan a good idea?

<----------- /fa/ is that way

This has NOTHING to do with fitness/health and EVERYTHING to do with fashion.

Ask /fa/

In all likelyhood, samefag.

Nice going OP. Dunno about your clothing situation.

It has nothing to do with fashion. I'm asking other people on this board who are presumabley losing weight/have lost weight what they are doing about clothing.

I don't want to ask a bunch of hipster trash their opinion on the topic since I couldn't care less about what /fa/ has to say on it.

Why would I write the same comment twice, fuckwit?

Thanks. I'll probably just wait it out till august and dress pretty shitty until then. But if I was concerned about dressing well I'd be consulting /fa/.

What a dumb question.

It's logic. If you have the money and your clothes don't fit, buy more or else your pants will be too big. If you plan to lose more weight, then your new pants might not fit by August. That just comes with weight loss.

Fuck why did you even have to ask this? It's not /fit/ or /fa/.

You know you can poke more holes in a belt.

Elastic waistline pants. Or rock your baggy jeans with your belt until you're at a comfortable weight. Seriously, ask /fa/. They'd know WHERE TO BUY CHEAP CLOTHES more than we would. However, /fa/ is almost all overly critical bitches, so have fun.

You can get some reasonably good looking jeans in just about any size of ebay for about 5 bux + shipping. If your pants being loose is affecting how you walk/run, then I would suggest getting some sooner than August, but 1 pair to tide you over shouldn't break the bank.

im in the same boat as you, just buy 2 new pairs of pants. maybe a new shirt or two. because goode sir. soon enough these wont fit any more either.
