Sup /fit/. Lately I've been buying and eating these fruit salads from the local grocery store. They're just cut up fruit, so there's no syrup or preservatives. I was wondering if there are any negative health effects to excessive fruit consumption. How much better is this than fast food or TV dinners?

its better, but you're getting a shit ton of sugar. try getting some protein with your meal aswell. some almonds/walnuts etc are a decent source of fat and protein
