hmm you are a woman....everything is perfect just eat regular cottage cheese no sugar or cinnamon and then eat some of the weight-smart oatmeal in the morning....just more fiber....probably 20 grams or so a days worth in total and you have like 6 right there.....try to divide it evenly throughout the day with your meals
really if you think about it /fit/ has the best chances of random women showing up because you can post without creating an account.....and i mean the reach of 4chan + /b/ now-a-days is just freaking huge i mean you hear everybody going around saying /fail/ constantly...i think /fit/ is probably the only place you might find a real woman on all of 4chan heh
