I've recently moved to a new area and changed gyms. At my old gym I did squats with a squat rack or power rack, but this new one doesn't have either. My main legs routine focused around squats; I would start with them then move on to lunges, leg presses, etc.Should I do squats with the Smith machine offered here?Should I forgo squats altogether, and instead choose another 'main' exercise for my legs?
