maybe if you worked out a lil bit itd go away faster within that 3 years.

you've got the line down your stomach that is a common side-effect of pregnancy. Have you gotten x-rays or an ultrasound?
Fat doesn't generally look that solid on girls.

Are you malnutritioned?
Do you do drugs?
Do you drink alcohol?
What do you typically eat?
Do you drink enough water?
Have you ever been malnourished before?
Do you eat sensibly?

Lordosis possibly?

Slow, long distance runs, and avoid doing abdominal exercises, like crunches. If you have a bit of a belly, doing crunches will only exacerbate the problem because your abdominal muscles will protrude, making it look worse.

The long distance runs burn more calories than anythign else.

PROTIP: BEER DOES NOT CAUSE A "BEER BELLY" IT IS ALL OF THE BAD FOODS ASSOCIATED WITH DRINKING.

Wow, this is so full of misinformation. Yes, abdominal exercise makes abdominals bigger, therefore that area bigger, but you're misunderstanding a few things. First of all, it will take a long time for the person's waist size to increase, if it does at all. The only area that will visibly increase waist size if worked for an extended period of time (almost a year) are the obliques. Second, if a person has a distended abdomen, abdominal exercise will only help.

Also, I don't know where you got this from, but slow long distance runs do not burn more calories than anything else. That's just utterly ridiculous. Sprinting, jump roping, rowing, to name a few, burn much more calories than slow running.

Protip: Binge drinking on occasion 3 years ago does not mean that belly you have now is a "beer belly"
>> Anonymous
>>293648
beer belly is just fat it has nothing to do with drinking

>>293651
Do you know how many calories you consume when binge drinking? That belly has EVERYTHING to do with drinking.

>>293653
drinking does not cause your belly to get big, it cause you whole body to plump

Where you carry fat is genetic, it doesnt have anything to do with what form the calories come in.

Alcohol has a lot of quick burning sugar, which is converted into glucose, which is stored primarily around the stomach as fat as well as the rest of the body.

Sprinting shouldn't be in the list. Anaerobic/aerobic zone, etc, lipolysis after 20 minutes of cardio etc. etc.

I look like OP too.

I'm totally skinny, but my belly sticks out so much. There's no wobbly fat or anything and I can tense it up so its rock hard. Its like a big baloon under my skin...
