think about it.. which one uses arms the most..when you run you use your legs, when you cycle, again you use your legs..am i being trolled?

If you can bike/run while doing military presses, that's much better for your chest muscles.
the best would be running for burning fat, but u can mix pushups and running for nice chestmuscles :)
fat cannot be reduced in one spot.You can only lower your overall bodyfat %.For burning fat, all of these disciplines are very good.For building leg muscles, run or bike.For upper body muscles, swim.
