Hey /fit/, a couple questions here.

A) I have skinny wrists, is there any way to bulk those up, or am I stuck with skinny girl wrists due to thin bones? I'm skinny as hell, only like 138 while being 6ft, so maybe it's just a lack of fat, I dunno.

B) I'm too poor for a gym membership, but I do have two dumbells that I can add a little weight too, so they'll weigh anywhere between 5 and 25 lbs each. Are there any good compound exersizes I can do with those?

C) Lastly, I don't have a bench, so I can't do dumbell flys, is there any bit of furnature you guys can think of that'll help me do those effectively or an alternate exersize that has the same effectiveness?

you can do dumbell flys on the floor lieing on your back. you can do curls, tricep kickbacks and extensions and writst curls, along with front deltoid raises, side deltoid raises, shoulder presses, chest presses and pushups, crunches, situps and you should do cardio and lunges, squats and calf raises to work your legs, you should work out with weights every other day not everyday, you need to give ur body rest. Eat healthy too .

i have skinny wrists too, work out intensely before... not lately, however, i'm certain pullups in its variety helped the most.. since your forearms are really put to the test.. the biggest your forearms... the more it hides your skinny wrists.... i know this for sure, but im too lazy to do it atm
