/fit/ Do i have a real reason for getting bigger?

I'm not so thin it's gross looking. I'm just slighter thinner than an average build. about 12% bf guessing. you can see abs in good light unflexed (sun) and when flexing. but not all the time (no light source)

Work out 2-3x a week. But don't do cardio. I think I'll start.

I started to get girls, since I felt pathetic for being really skinny and unappealing. Improved to where i'm acceptable. But I realized, I am happier alone and don't want a girl. It was just peer pressure before. I kept working out because I like not looking gross in the mirror.

Don't do any sports where I compete with others, so size isn't an issue at all.

Is there any point to me upping my calories from 3000 a day to 5000 a day and eating on a nazi strict time table to gain 10-20 lbs? I don't care about getting girls to oogle, and I don't do any sports.

I can easily maintain this. Eating more seems like it would just make me uncomfortable and waste money, for no real functional gain since I won't use it in any way besides looking in the mirror in the morning.

Just work out, that is all bro. Just workout and do cardio. Watch what you eat though.
Having the cardio will create a deficit sooooooooo You can eat more!!! XD

That's me as well. Also I like lifting more and more, it gives me a sense of accomplishment.

I lift because I have been blessed with a healthy body and strong willpower. I want to see how fucking far I can go, how powerful I can become. You should just lift your heart out.


How will you know if you can be the best without trying?
