hey /fit/
due to some bizarre testing function required by my lab tonight, i will be pulling an all nighter. as such, i will likely be bored as hell, and contemplating /fit/'s perpetual ignorance will at least keep me awake.

as such, we will be running a Q and A tonight. the topic however, is up to you to decide.
ideas:
-supplements, brands, types, whatdoesallthisshitmean 'what should i take' per training tier, etc
-food selections for desired outcomes
-exercise, programs, movements, technique, physiology, why training you arms is gay, how person X trains for sport Y, etc
-squats and deadlifts-->ftw^2, etc
-the fitness celeb world, where fanbois can drool (ie. fap) about every1 from Coleman to Kroc
