OP here, thanks for the replies. The truth is that i've just got to the point where I can do this daily without dying, and i've started to feel better (i.e. my belly has disappeared, now i'm starting to get a six pack). About muscle growth, i've always had a thin body and I like it, so I'm not very interested in it. Anyway, thanks for the advice and feel free to add anything you want that you think it would help me.
