Okay, so how does fapping, lust, hornyness and sex affect a workout?

i.e. Will having a wank flush my body with testosterone, granting greater strength, or will it consume those hormones, making me weaker?

Curious, because I was just about to fap, and then do a workout.

Having an orgasm reduces testosterone levels. It will have a negative impact on training. However, I really don't think it matters that much.

I would say fap, wait 10 minutes, and then do the workout. It works for me. Personally I sometimes have difficulty getting out of bed in the morning until I fap.

fapping is decent cardiovascular but poor for muscle build up (not that many muscles involved).

Being horny increases heart rate which burns more calories, increased testosterone is better for building muscles but only if you're doing excersise that would promote growth.

Sex is the best possible excersise you can do (ranks above swimming). Very high calorie burns and a wide muscle area. Also because it feels good, you push yourself harder than you would otherwise.

Nooo, it seems like you're wrong. I had always heard the opposite, so I went and looked it up from some credible sources. I was a little off, but basically, fapping will not have any effect on the testosterone levels in your system if you do it regularly. However, a period of abstinence will INCREASE your testosterone levels. Therefore, after a period of abstinence, an orgasm will decrease levels of testosterone.
