I had to split this into two parts, sorry.
And my last question is this, Whenever I go over to the park and start to practice drop kicking and punting a rugby ball, my legs start to get really sore between my ankle and knee, it's almost like a cramp. I've tried doing warm ups but they have little to no help, I eventually start hurting. It's gotten to the stage at one time where I really couldn't walk. The doctor said it could be joint problems, but it feels more as if my muscles tighten. Has anyone had an similar experience? I'm not sure if my weight has anything to do with it, because this started happening when I was still around 70kg, and basically I couldn't play any sports it got that bad.
