Hey /fit/

So, a few years ago, I was sledding down a pretty steep hill and this lady was down at the bottom, and I yelled for her to move, but she just stood there.
I tried to roll out of the way, but ended up perpendicular, and my ankle collided with hers, with enough force to knock her feet over her head.

Never went to the doc for it, and it's been hurting off and on since then.

Any ideas on what is wrong? Bones are fine(just had an xray) and so is my achilies tendon. No swellng or anything either.
Also, any fixes? Been keeping a brace on it, but shit still hurts.

Thanks /fit/!

just start out with some light exercise and stretches on it, ie walking curling your toes up to your chest after a couple of weeks or so you will find you have more movement in the affected area. At that time maybe take up swimming or cycling until you feel no pain whatsover and then you can start running
