I do both front and overhead, more than back squats. Work into them slow, like previous posters said. You should eventually be able to overhead squat more than you can overhead press. Once you get the form right, all it takes is being able to hold the weight over your head for long enough. I'm trying to work my way up to 15X bodyweight...
