ok /fit/, Im going on vacation to europe for almost a whole month, so I wont be able to exercise regularly, and I wont be able to control my diet, how bad will this affect my current shape?

Why would going on vacation make you unable to exercise and eat right? Sounds like excuses to me.

There's nothing stopping you from running every morning on vacation. All you need is a pair of legs, decent shoes, and land.

And for diet, just don't eat shit foods. How hard is that? If you're traveling all over Europe, avoid local popular foods. Don't eat the fatty wursts in Germany and Austria. Don't eat the pastries in France. Don't eat fish and chips in the UK. Don't eat pizza in Italy.

The only thing I'll give you is that might lose five pounds of muscle if you don't have access to regular gym equipment. Remedy this with body weight training.

The only way this vacation will hurt your body is if you allow it to do so. Don't get lazy.

It's weird, whenever I go to France and eat my ass off, I never gain a pound. Or lose muscle.

Huh.

They have dumb-bell sets which instead of being metal, they're just the bar, and you fill up "plates" with water, and add them to the bar. Easy to pack, just empty and flatten.

They're called aquabells, and are around $50 I think.

If you're not going to be in a gym, and want more than just bodyweight, these might be a good thing.

I lost like 14 lbs when I went to the netherlands. Not only that, my body fat stayed the same before and after. It was horrible, I could feel the bones in my back sticking out when I came home.
I was so close to not being skinny too :(
