What kind of a body would be ideal for breakdancing?
>> Redhot !wJoMC4BYEY

Lateef Crowder's body. Too bad you'll never have that perfect combo of muscle and flexibility.

And the capoeira physique carries over into break dancing.

Breakdancers have long lean bodies with muscles that actually do work

Triceps are pretty crazy

So the answer would be lean, strong and flexible?

ITT: mis/fits/ that know nothing about breakdancing.

I used to bboy, my friend still does. Hes actually pretty good - but weak as hell. weighs around 160 benches 185 maybe. Prolly can curl more than he can squat/deadlift.

Breakdancing = 80% balance and practice, 15% pain tolerance and 5% strength

It's not about absolute strength, it's the strength to body weight ratio. Those people think it takes a ton of strength because they are probably fat asses that weight 300 pounds, and it definitely takes a lot to lift that off the ground.

Thats nice, but if you don't strengthen your stabilizers you'll have serious back problems when your older if you do a lot of locking... moron.

wtf? why do you think i said a majority of bboying was practice; you think we just do step routines to journey or something? You actually have to work hard.

and you are a faggot if you think popping and locking is part of breakdancing =/
