Is it good for your body if you work out twice a day?

I am thinking of working out in the morning (7-ish) and again at 3-ish.

Would this be good at all? Should I use light weights one time then heavy? Or is it even a good idea at all

Also, I have a good amount of muscle (can do 15 pull-ups, bench 160, squat about 220) and I'm 5' 4" and 120 lbs if those stats help anything at all.

Also, what if I did lets say, chest in the morning, legs in the afternoon for example. Would that be bad or would I not have energy for it?
