So I just weighed myself and it says that I weigh 265 pounds. Two months ago, I was at 300 pounds(6'1).

Nice. I was 265 at my max sometime in my Junior year of high school. I recently started dieting in May just basically calorie counting and I'm 250 now. I know that's not much, but it's like the first time I haven't actually gained 10 lbs or more after a year.

Kinda similiar story to that of the op's.

2 years ago I was 231 lbs with no muscle.
Now I'm 162.8 lbs and I can bench more than my own weight and guess who got laid last saturday? All I can say is thanks to /fit/ because coming here was the thing that sparked up my training, I'm honestly not joking when I say that coming here saved my life.

Me, I fucked a college freshmen girl after a frat party.

Having that out of the way, /fit/ has inspired me to chase after that much coveted 8% BF. This summer I lost 25lbs and dropped down to ~11%. Although it is difficult, I'm attempting to lose 25 more pounds by New Years in the midst of all this partying and cafeteria food. Currently 195Lbs Age 19.
