>>309859 I've been doing snatches in a 5,4,3,2,1 kind of way where the first set is 5 reps,then 2nd is 4 with say 10 lbs moar,3rd is 3 reps with 10 moar lbs,etc and something similar to 5x5 where I do first set with 5 reps,2nd with 4 reps,3rd and 5th with 3 reps and 5th with 2 with a weight where I can barely get the last rep on last set
