Hey /fit/, I'm 6'6" and a few months ago I weighed 265 pounds. I gave up drinking soft drinks because they stopped appealing to me and I was trying to exercise and cut sugars out of my diet.

Because I have no willpower, I almost immediately stopped exercising. However, I still managed to keep soda out of my diet and do to this day. I just don't find it appealing anymore. Then yesterday I had a physical, and now I apparently weigh 243 pounds. I dropped 22 pounds over the course of the summer without really trying. It's pretty cool.

so in a recent revelation it was shown that eating less calories contributed to weight loss. personally i was fucking amazed.

so what you basically said in your post is that you're a fucking lazy prick.

"Don't find it appealing" = "i'm a lazy FUCK"

Dude, you think I love running? I like it but I don't wake up each day yearning for my fucking jog.

It's a love/hate relationship, suck it up princess.

yeah, i like lifting weights but i have to torture myself to go to spinning classes, i hate myself if i don't go but i still don't "want to go"

if i could, i'd make the fat magically disappear but alas... we live in a world without magic... or do we?

Vingardium leviosa!

If you don't like spinning, don't do it.
Go swimming or ride a bike or whatever.
Nobody's forcing you to do it.

Hmm so june I weighed 5'9 230 and now I'm 200. Insane cutphase? Also, did it healthy way, eating correctly, working out 10 hours a week. Increased all my max's. Basically lost all my weight gained from semester and then some. Abs in ~15lbs

I'm 6'8" ~260lbs. Used to weigh around 300 in highschool and started working out. Been through a few phases of weightloss and gain. Down to 237 at one point then really started hitting the weights.
