I'm a kickboxer, how can I increase my speed with both my hands and my legs when punching and kicking, and increasing the flexibility of my legs?

Speed comes from practice and ability. Once you get the feel for it, you can do it, but until then you have to blindly work your way towards that realization.

Practice comes from repetition, from people telling you how to do it and correcting you on it.

Ability comes from exercise. Less weight/more muscle = faster movement

you don't actually increase your speed as such, faster technique comes mainly from 2 things.

1. repetition. you want to train your body to react reflexively so you don't have to think about what you are doing, it should just happen automatically and bypass your thought processes (which slows you down)

2. don't telegraph your moves. people wind up their punches / shuffle their feet or whatever which opponents pick up on. stop giving away your intentions.
