25% bodyfat is the cutoff now? Holy shit, they've really lowered their standards these days.
IIRC, the bare requirements are 70 push-ups in 2 minutes (that seems a bit high, it might be lower), 60 sit-ups in 2 minutes, and 1.5 mile run in under 12:30.
The requirements you listed are way too high, and would probably be more like the bare minimum for SEAL qualification or something. Please don't tell me you're joining to become a SEAL...
