Drowsy days Anonymous
thursdays i have a class alot earlier than i do any other time during the week, and w/the one fucked up sleep schedule im just in a drowsy rut all day. Any tips on staying more alert through the day?

During class chew gum - (sugar free)-- it increases your oxygen intake and exercises your jaws, therefor keeping you more alert.

Also if you feel yourself getting sleepy go stand up at the back of the room

OP, answer is simple: go to bed earlier the night before. Eat a decent amount of food for breakfast and you will have energy for the entire day
