A good meal plan would be:
Breakfast Fat-free or low-fat yogurt w/fruit (bananas, blueberries, strawberries, the like) An apple with a little bit of peanut butter A bowl of low-sugar, low-carb, low-fat cereal (with fat-free or low-fat milk) Eggs
Lunch: Salad, no dressing, you can either put moar fruits or you can do what i do and cut up little pieces of turkey or chicken (preferably grilled) in it to make it appeasing. Turkey sandwich on whole-grain bread/pita or you can wrap it in lettuce Apple, or banana
Dinner Veggies with any kind of lean meat (Salmon, chicken, turkey, the like)
Stay away from shitty food, fast food and junkfood. Take up something like running/swimming and do some squatz.
