Alright /fit/, I've bulked up to 235lbs. (6'00'') and I'm starting to cut. I'm no pro at this but I'm not some completely ignorant person whose going to try and do no carb diets or a celery soup diet.My daily schedule goes something like thisBreakfast- Two servings of oatmeal. A mix of V-Fusion (light)/ Orange Juice (light). Around 450 calories.Snack (after cardio workout)- Whey protein shake. Around 200 calories.Lunch- Can of tuna (or chicken), brown rice, and possibly a glass of skim milk. Around 400 calories.Dinner- Chicken, some sort of vegetable, brown rice or wheat pasta with tomato sauce, and possibly a glass of milk. Around 500 calories.So around 1550 calories a day. More or less. I do this in addition to a cardio workout of either 1 1/2 mile jog/run or 30 minutes on a stationary bike.Suggestions and comments?Comment too long. Clickhereto view the full text.
