Hey /fit/, I wanna really make my forearms bigger since I am pretty decent fitness-wise, but my skinny forearms make me look all girly.Any advice as to exercise forearms to achieve a greater mass?
take up rock climbing and you'll see an effect pretty quick. most gyms have a weight that you can roll up a pin for a pretty good burn, or you could try wrist curls with a barbell behind your back.or was that not the answer you were looking for?

hold your arms out in front of you, open your fingers as wide as you can, now close them. do that as fast as you can for as long as you can

u can tie a rope to a dowel or part of a broomhandel and the other end to a weight, then twist said handle to raise the weight. Good stuff, that's what the fooball playerz used at my skool
deadlift and put on weight.
