/fit/, I didn't workout today because my legs were really sore and I've run 4-6 miles everyday since Monday, but I feel horribly guilty. Should I go run on my home treadmill now for normal 30 mins - an hour since it's raining outside? :(

Not smart at all, if it REALLY wore you down each day, you should rest for 1-2 days simce you need to rebuild your carb supplies. Otherwise you will break down muscles at an incredibly much faster rate.

quick go take a take a contrast shower if you just got back from your jog, start with COLD. Reduces soreness dramatically
