>>67546 Vegetarian here, I'm pretty fit and very healthy (cardiovascular etc.) My approach is plenty of fruit and veg (might seem obvious, but some try to subsist on a diet of chips & beans), aswell of moderate amounts milk, cheese, beans, nuts, etc. Just keep your diet balanced, I'd recommend some vitamin/mineral supplements also (I take iron). Besides some very minor issues, for the most part vegetarian diet is healthier
