Hey guys. I'm an underweight 20yo looking to gain weight. I've gained 10kg this year, which I'm pretty proud of, but I don't have a regular exercise routine.

So I'm asking for recommendations for a routine to gain muscle quickly, mostly in the legs and forearms. I have dumbells, a resistance band, and hand grippers available. I don't have the money to spend on a personal trainer, gym membership, or protein drinks.

Either a daily routine or 5-day weekly routine would be good, I've got about an hour free each day that I'd like to dedicate to exercise. Pretty flexible with the time.
