Yo /fat/Started my first HIIT sesh yesturday and it was fun but i dunno how well it worked so i was wondering if i'm doing something wrong.Warmed up with a jog for 3 minutes, doing it for 5 minutes would just bore the shit out of me.Upped the tempo to all out sprint and gave it beans for 30-45 seconds.After the sprint i went to a brisk walk for 1 minute.Repeated it 6 times.Then did abs.Any good?
PROTIP: HIIT doesn't work. Nobody has ever gotten good results doing that bullshit. There is no secret shortcut. If you want to lose weight and/or gain muscle, you will have to do it the slow and steady way just like everybody else.
