/fit/ this is my out-come in 2 months and 2 weeks, I am 17 and weight around 67.5kg i used to weight 63.1kgI want to bulk and my diet is normally grilled bacon , porridge ,eggs , chicken, steak , and alot of vegetables.I am at the gym 5 days a week with one of them being leg day.I need tips tho /fit/ on how to bulk, even a work-out regime would help seeing as i do mostly power cleans, farmer lifts, bench pressing, curling and 21s through-out the week , where as on leg day i do Squats, deadlifts, leg press and calf extension.
