i'm doing stronglifts but I want to get much bigger trapsI know deadlifts help but are they sufficient enough to help my traps expload or can I add some shrugs or something else ontop of my routine just for traps?
heavy deads are great, but sure add shrugs or upright rows at the end of your workout, it couldnt hurt

you can supplement with cleans, shrugs, face pulls, or upright rows, but I prefer doing DB deadlift or trap bar deadlift to target my traps
What other protein besides meat and eggs can I eat. I eat chicken and turkye breast for almost every meal except a few which I use eggs and tuna for. Soo ther than tohse three things, what else can I eat?
uh that's pretty much it other than SALMON AND STEAK MOTHAFUCKAenjoy eating the same 5-7 things, no seriously. if you are eating clean for a long time and have a long term goal to meet you gotta switch it up so you can always enjoy it somewhat
