I was gonna pass, but I saw beer gut. Gotta love a female beer drinker!
Just run, and watch what you eat. There's no way around it. When I say watch what you eat, I don't mean that you need to starve. 3 meals a day is minimum, more meals with lesser portion is better. Eat shit load of veggies (tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, spinach, romaine lettuce etc). Cut junk food.
