All I do is STAIRS, Pushups, and ab exercises.


THIS IS ALL YOU NEED TO GET IN SHAPE! Forget machines and weights. This workout routine has turned me into a NINJA! Just mix up the TYPES of pushups/Ab stuff, and ALWAYS do HIIT stairs.

Stairs are SUPERIOR to squats.

One leg at a time,

Each leg gets a mico-"rest" between stairs. It's like a MINI HIIT!

Forward momentum of TRAVELING the stairs means you are utilizing more BUTT muscles

Keeping body upright against this forward momentum means MORE core involvement
