So i did my chest/bicep/back routine today and i added weight to all exersises so it was quite intense, drank protein shake, ate chicken breasts with vegetables for dinner etc.
Now i was just told i have to get up early tommorow to travel and ill only be getting 3-4 hours of sleep tonight, i might even skip sleep all together to catch up on things. will this have any negative affects on my workout/muscle building today?

YES, your body rebuilds itself during sleep

well cant my body wait till a few hours till the next time i go to sleep, say 10pm the next day?

no,you only need 3-4 hours of sleep, alot of body builders only sleep 4-6 hours a day, bare minimum is 1 hour of sleep, your body will feed off the shake and food, but make sure you maintain your diet more than anything else,im a fitness instructor and i also aid people in diet, and ive been in a similar situation

There's no reason to worry about it.

if you can't get enough sleep that day, just add another rest day to give your body a chance to recover and build muscle.
