whats up /fit/, heres a little background story before i start flooding with questions. I worked out from about march to the end of june, and i saw some amazing results. I lost 15 pounds but added lots of muscle. I was getting rised with my friend since i didnt have a car and i havent gone since july. Obviously i've been slacking and put on some weight, and noticed my ab muscles seem to have gone back to shit. I'm getting my car next week and i have some questions to ask.

1. Should i stay away from soda at all costs?
2. I have a bad back and squats really kill. Is there an alternative to doing squats?
3. Last time i worked out, i didnt use any whey protein or anything like that. Should i start using it?
4. I noticed when i was working out my acne got worse. Any good products/methods to reduce acne when im working out?
