I'm slightly curious about cable crunches /fit/!

1. Effectiveness?
2. How high/low do you position the pulley?

I've seen weighted ab exercises (e.g. this) included in several solid regiments I've read. whenever I do them, I feel like the abs are getting worked.

pulley height is a matter of personal pref. doesn't really matter too much, just make sure it's higher than your head.

highly effective, love doing them. I usually set the pully to the number 1 spot on top, its the station thats normally used to do tricep pull downs.

Well I figured it would be above my head, I just wasn't sure if it should be all the way at the top or whatever.
