For all the people posting, its not that hard to lose weight if you TRY. In two steps Ill explain1.) Dont eat food that isnt healthy ( Chips, soda, cake, burgers, fries, etc.2.) Excercise ( cardio) for at least 30 min every day ( Jumping jacks, running, treadmill, tennis, soccer, etc.
Who'd have thought.
