Sup /fit/I'm male, 161 lbs and around 5 foot 10. I'm back at college and the foot is utter shit and there's almost no way to avoid eating badly (alternative is not to eat and buying food is too expensive).Last year I fought this with heavy cardio (training for a half-marathon - ~35+ km a week) and stayed in reasonable shape. This is a fuckton of effort though so I'm wondering whether trying to bulk up would increase metabolism etc. etc.What says you
That and eating a decent sized breakfast. Don't skip your breakfast.
