So I've read that some people do a "cool down" routine after working out. I've read it can get the body into a rested state and also help prevent soreness and pain in the future. Do you guys do this and if you do, what exactly do you do for it?
walk for fifteen to twenty minutes after your workout. jesus christ.
walk to and from your gym.
After SQUATZ, DLs, and/or power cleans, I do reverse hyperexstensions with just bodyweight and some windmills with a light dumbbell

ice cold shower/bath
