Alright mi/fit/sIm an 18 year old male, 6'1"-2" 230-some pounds. I'm not fat, but a tad round about the edges, but I'm fairly strong and have a little bit of muscle definition. Id be officially awesome if i got under 200. Any of you ever done a similar thing? How long did it take? Right now I'm going with the "calories burned > calories intook = win" regardless of what the food is. I'm in college and i eat mainly pizza and subs (chicken finger ones all the time, loaded with vegtables tho). I go to the gym and am considering just doing the whole run until you cant run/shit your pants/dehydrate then drink some water and go home idea.Any input /fit/?
Keep up with the calories, but seriously, buckle down and get your calories from healthier foods.You're in college, so remember: eating healthier is usually cheaper too.
