I have a question about form. I've noticed lately that when I've been squatting the higher end of weight that I can get up, I pivot my right knee inward on the way up. Should I go back down in weight and correct this or is it ok?

Buckling knees will cause injuries. Get stronger and try later. Focus on shoving your knees out during the squat, it will help you use more muscles and ergo more weight
