Pectorals Anonymous
Skinny white anon here.

I have slight muscle tone on my arms and am not unhappy with the condition of my legs, low body fat most of it being around the stomach area. My main issue is my lack of pectoral muscles, my chest is pretty much flat.

I do not excercise at all, but my job requires lots of lifting so I am not completely unfit. I was think of starting to do some pushups or should I invest in some dumbells or something else? I mainly just want some muscle definintion on my chest as it is the one part of my body I am unhappy with.

OP here I find older ladies tend to like me, younger girls tend to go for taller and more muscular guys. But yeah also fat chicks who have no chance with other guys and the occasional asian girl.

Of course pushups will work. Try to do harder ones (feet elevated, wider/narrower stance, etc) if you can. If you want to invest in some dumbbells, you can do flys and bench pressing as well. Get adjustable dumbbells though, that way you can add some weight if the need arises.

Do pushups whenever you think about it.
Otherwise, hop on a chest press machine (from calgym, maybe, if they have them where you are?) and set your hands right at the end of the handles. That works the upper chest.
