Biotin J
Biotin...anyone taken these before? I am thinking of partaking on them myself to see if they can help with my metabolism. Plus, apparantly they strenghthen hair and nails. Always a plus.

So, for those who have taken it, were the results, if any, positive?

Recommendations on amino acid supplements? I want something to take before my cardio. What works? And what is a good price? I bought some BCAAs but haven't taken them because the air is too nasty to breathe in (I'm in Nor-Cal, tons of smoke settling in the valley). Thanks.

Sorry for fagging up your post... I just read up on biotin, apparently the average American diet provides about 40 mcg of biotin. Recommended daily amount is 30 mcg for people 19-70 years old.
