Back in highschool, almost a decade ago, I was fatty mcfatfat. Weighed in at 320 pounds @ 6'3" tall. Wound up over ~ 4 years dropping down to around 280.Now, in the last 6 months I've ballooned right back up to 320 pounds :(My goal is to get down around 250 if possible.Any suggestions?

constant snacking ON HEALTHY FOODS is good, encourages fat burning. EVERYONE says eat 6 smaller meals. where does this 3 shit come from?and that 10% per week? that's downright unsafe.(carrots/grapes/sml tomatoes/apples/fruits/nuts/seeds/proteins,etc)
