Gentlemen,

My friend and I have been working out 3 days a week. Here is my work out plan, please let me know if it is fail/win

Stats:
Me: 6'1", Weight 210, Large frame, Lightly muscled.

Friend: 5"10" Weight 240, Medium Frame, Gamer Body.

Goal: To get to an ideal body fat ratio and to be somewhat attractive/not saggy when we get there.

Workout Schedule.

Monday: Bench Press/Military Press, Tricep (weight behind the head), Bicep (sitting), Weight assisted rowing machine (Back/shoulders). We plan on doing abs but not till our guts are gone. Do not want bigger guts.

Why don't you look at Crossfit.com for a good, well rounded workout that will get you in to an actual fit shape by mixing intense oly lifts and cardio. Plus, they post a new kickyourass work out for free everyday.

What i mean to say with my crossfit recommendation is that you need variety and intensity to maintain success. Repeating the same workout twice a week is going to cause you to hit a wall really quick.

Always subtract 3 inches from everyone's height on /fit/. OP is 5'10 just like his friend, only OP wears platform shoes.

Add:

Back: Cable pulldowns, Cable or Barbell Rows, T-Rows
Abs: Crunches, leg raises
Legs: Squats or lunges, calf raises etc

Do deadlifts every two-three weeks
