What do you think of my diet fitfags?

8am: 2 eggs and bagel:400 calories
11am: ? :300 calories
2pm:breast of chicken, half tin peas, half tin pinto beans: 370 calories
5pm: smoked salmon wholegrain bread: 325 calories
8pm: striploin steak/ 2pm lunch: 350 calories
Total:1800 calories

Any suggestions? I'm losing 2 pounds a week, and exercising also. Could this diet be better? And what the fuck do I eat at 11am?

Eat rolled oats with milk at 8am, and save the eggs and bagel for 11am.

If you like that stuff that is.

pile your calories toward the start of the day. 40%, 30%, 20%, 5%, 5%. also pile carbs toward start of day and fats toward end of day.

you could try something like shredded wheat too, cut up a banana and eat it with two of them and some semi skimmed milk, should be around 300 calories

Fruits are not that terrible for you. I always eat a banana or grapes before and after a workout.

also try oatmeal and broccoli, these will keep you full for a long time.

eggs are 100 calories each now? lol, they're between 70-80 calories each, depending on the size. Also, I get these 110 calorie bagels at the market from time to time. They have like 7g fiber and protein. Also, these:

Heres my diet mis/fit/s, see what you think:

7AM: Cup of cereal, 3 eggwhites, piece of some fruit.
10:00AM: Protien Powder (Gladiator Mix from Smoothie King.. 45g of pure whey isolate and eggwhite protein)
1:00: Turkey sandwich with lowfat cheese on wheat bread, some veggies.
4:00: Baby Carrots or Snap Peas
7:00: Meal replacement smoothie from Smoothie King (Shredder, High protein, low carb), with some veggies.
