Hey /fit/I'm trying to decide what to do next. My goal is to get toned and flexible (pretty broad, i know).I've done many different things before, all with different results. I was in gymnastics for most of my young life but became way too time consuming even if the result was the strongest and most flexible i will ever be. I played tennis which was good cardio but really didnt change much for my upper body. Lastly I was in Kendo for a year and was great for arm strength and mobility but left me largely inflexible.I don't have the time for gymnastics, my friends don't play tennis anymore, and I've moved away from Japan and don't like the local Kendo clubs. A friend of mine has told me pilates or yoga are my best options for low commitment and high flexibility/tone, does that sound about right?
yup. Sounds about right. Maybe look into tai chi.
I have one of those Gameboys somewhere under my futon. I tried to sell it and no one would take it because when I was little I wrote my name in permanent marker on the back so it wouldn't get stolen.
