Sup /fit/

So i've been doing this workout for a few weeks and i'm wondering if its doing anything. I'm a beginner btw.

Every other day i do 100 pushups(10sets of 10), 100 crunches in 3 sets and 30 barbell curls in 3 sets.

I'm wondering if this is completely stupid or is this effective in some way. I dont really care about building a shitload of muscle, i'm going towards the leaner look.
help me /fit/. you're my only hope

5x5

Shorter, faster muscle routines give you the leaner look. Long, grueling routines give you bulkiness.

Although he's gone all the way through "long and grueling" and out the other side to ineffective cardio.

Yes watch out, if you work out with heavy weights for a few weeks you'll look like Ronnie Coleman if you're not carefull, amirite?

10 sets of 10 pushups? are you retarded? thats easy as fuck broseph. Do 4* 25 with 1 minute maximum resttime between them. Atleast double your crunches and do more per set. 4 * 50 with 30 sec resttime between them. Barbell curls? wtf, do some squatz brah.

and its completely stupid if you dont add some fasted AM cardio bro, you need that shit to burn that fat, also dont forget to feed your muscles.

your spot training one group of muscles..try and find a more balanced routine (there is plenty out there) also CV on the off days though dont over do it. Also watch what you eat, you may want to check your diet and see that your getting enough protein.

Don't listen to all this bullshit. Lean look = more reps, but not too many.
Do a standard weight lifting routine, but with 15-20 reps and lighter weights.
Also, do lots of cardio.
