chin ups Anonymous
how many chin ups should i be able to do with bodyweight (around 210), before i can do one with bodyweight + 130 pounds (yes, i'd like to be able to do it with a girl holding on to me)?
i know it would be best to slowly add weight untill i get to +130, but i cant do that since my chining bar is rated only for 220 pounds

oh lawl, what are you trying to do, perform some kamasutra trick?

no one will tell you, you will have to work and find it out yourself,
try practising doing chip ups with backpack filled with something heavy

not trying to do anything special, i just think it would look awesome (to me anyway) if i did it

can't add weight when i'm doing them at home, since the chining bar wouldn't hold it

according to a few 1RM calculators, 15 reps should be enough (i can do 10 now), but i'm not sure how accurate they are going from 15 reps to 1 rep (i know that from 3 to 1 they are pretty good)
