Please tell me what the fuck the point is in giving someone a programme if they do not understand the fucking basics of how their body works? I'll take a stab at what this bitch will do:

Will take the advice of a white knight
Will folow the programme religiously for a few weeks, if even that.
Will then deviate off course and say "i'll do extra tomorrow"
Tomorrow comes, and she does not.
She then lets the diet side slip and assume "this is low fat, it must be good" or "this is low in calories, it must be good for me"

Anyway on to getting in shape. since you arrive home 7:15. Cook, eat and do the crap you need to do.

then at around 9pm. go for a run.
It should be solid running for 2000m. Don't stop or rest. Do more if you don't get tired.
After that's done have a mini rest.
Then do 100 lunges, 100 squats, 50 push ups, 50 sit ups.
Don't have to do these all at once. You can take a few rests if you can't cope.

This shouldn't take you more than an hour or a bit over. Depends how you go.

Do this every day and you will get results.

Oh yeah, my tips: Don't skip any meals, your body goes into a "survival mode" and tries to retain your body fat. Your appetite will be increased because your body thinks it may starve again so you eat more at your next meal.

Eat breakfast so you have fuel to burn throughout the day and not before you sleep where it will only gets converted and stored as fat.

Exercise raises your metabolism hours after you completed and ice cold water hydrates the body for proper cell function and raises your metabolism in order to warm it to body temperature.

OP, start drinking water, LOTS of it. If you don't like water, try drinking Crystal Light, it's actually good(before I drank it I thought it would taste like shit). Instead going to chinese food places, go to japanese ones. During your one hour lunch, eat a salad or something and just walk around. Or get chicken or meat by itself or some form of protein (no frenchfries).
If you want an easy way to lose weight(but no exercise), just start taking hoodia pills. THey worked for me. Of course then I got into this huge state of stress cause of work and my ex and lost a shitload of weight...but hoodia worked perfectly, I'm thinking into getting them again

No it's not, her body is clearly out of shape. You can tell she snacks on junk when she's sitting at her desk. Gets zero exercise that would stimulate her bodies metabolism. And makes excuses everyday due to a hectic work schedule.

She needs to start eating right, should get up off her desk every 20mins and take a walk. And when she gets home bust out some crunches and some light-weights for some light cardio.

OP you should look into Yoga or that other one (sounds like Pah-lawd-ees) during the weekend or when you can find some time.

Uhm yeah. I dont have access to a gym - and have 0 time on the weekends - but have been considering paloties(sp). Do i need a lot of space? Any decent videos?

Btw, i know im big. And i know every fat person says this. But i really dont eat shit food. I grew up in a hungarian household and i have standards. I dont go down the snack ails at the grocery store. I have never even had lunchables. Ive always have a stack of cucumbers and thats what i reach for when im hungry. Read thread before assuming.

This is the space i have in my room (i can throw the boxes on my bed). Its enough room to do my morning stretches, is it enough room for pilaties?

And any ideas about the park down the street? At 6am no one is there and im up for whatever it i need to do.
And i suck at running.
I was talking to someone and they said that i shouldnt start of with running, but rather with speedwalking any thoughts of this?
