Ok so i am looking to bulk up, I have a jug of the object in the picture, what is the best way to use it for bulking?

Like eat some after a workout?

See, if you are at home and have parents, or have a 9-5er, you can afford lots of food. For us university students with no job beyond studying, food isn't the easiest to come by all the time. That and shit, its hard to find time to eat an assload of food every day.
