ITT: You give a quick summary of what your last workout consisted of.

Me:
-Started off with some cardio/jumping jacks/running up and down the stairs
-pushups
-sit ups
-weight lifting

Finished off with a well deserved shower.

I also do 3 hard workouts a week. And usually two lighter ones. Went extra light today because I'm adding bike commuting to the mix and want to ramp up total weekly work gradually.

Last night: full upper body at gym, a few sets of leg presses, 10 min on the elliptical.

Today so far: 20 minutes of ddr. Going for another 20 in a bit.

Had a game of Manhunt. Basically ran up and down a hill for 45 minutes chasing after assholes with legs twice as long as mine.

You should be doing cardio AFTER weights, because thats when it is most effective at burning fat, also, you're robbing your weight training of energy by doing it last.

You've been shooting yourself in the foot.

A better workout would be
1. Short cardio warm-up 5-10 mins
2. Weights (including MOAR SQUATZ, and do pushups/other bodyweight stuff last)
3. Situps/Any other abs stuff
4. Cardio (be a man and do HIIT)
5. PROTIEN SHAKE AND CARBS

Hey cuntroll does this thread say "advise people about their workouts" at the top? Last workout I did was like 3 pullups with 16kg, 5 dips with 16kgs and like ten hanging leg raises, so yeah I'm pretty fucking hardcore like that. I am about to masturbate for some cardio.

I did jumped rope for 15 minutes, did 200 push-ups, 200 sit-ups/variants, 80 squats, 160 staggered leg squats (80 each side), did heavy bag training, light bag training, sparred, and then did some heavy wrestling.

Then I went home and ate a fucking steak.
