Wuddup /fit/. Weight lifter here, I've been lifting for about 6 months but want a different routine. Currently I do:
Day 1 Legs
Day 2 Chest/Abs
Day 3 Back/forearms
Day 4 Shoulders/Abs
Day 5 Legs
Day 6 Tris/Bis

I'm bulking, I dunno if this is even a good routine. What would you do? Am I working certain parts too little/too much? Also, what excersises would you do for each part? I have access to a Squat rack, Barbells,Dumbells and a Bench with preacher

google stronglifts. i tried bulking and cutting and had some nice results but their 5 x 5 program really got me to another level. It looks simple at first but it really gets intense as the weeks go by.

Workout A
Front squat 5x5
Bench 5x5
Barbell row 5x5
Dips 5x5 with weights

Workout B
Squat 5x5
Overhead press 5x5
Deadlift 1x5
Pull-ups/Chin-ups 5x5 with weights

I do ABA one week, then BAB the other. I'll alternate between front/back squat and pull-ups/chin-ups.

Basically ripped off from below, with the front squat added because I think it's badass.

Linear 5x5 kinda like Ripptoes, mostly for beginners?
