Hey /fit/ im about to start up soccer again (after skipping for one season + gyming for most of the time in between) n im too heavy and my legs get sorer than they used to. Im 6'1", 90kgs...after putting on a good, 15kgs in the season gap. Ive done plyometrics in teh past and was thinking of starting some low intensity ones again (like double hops n stuff) as well some cardio. Do you have any suggestions
To get ready for the soccer/field hockey seasons, I did alot of cardio, whether it be running, etc, just to build up my endurance again.
