Hello /fit/. I'm 6'0, 165 lbs and 21.I look pretty lean when i where a shirt, and my arms are muscular enough for me not to give them a second look, but my forearms are small and i have no chest/abs and my back is probably weak too. Like i said before, i look good and lean when wearing a shirt, but when I'm in a situation where i have to take it off for people i get a little shy and have actually avoided taking my shirt off in front of people other than during sex.So how do i lose the small belly fat i have and how can i get a good chest? I'm not into the huge muscles, I'm more inter being lean since i enjoy having a social life where girls aren't interested in me because i can lift a car.All i want is a little tighten up and maybe some abs. But nothing too much. Right now i don't work out at all. I stopped lifting weights when i broke my wrist and now im kinda lazy to start again. So when i DO start again i want a solid plan to achieve what I really want. I want something simple, i've been told running daily could help, but on school days i end up spending an hour in front of the mirror dealing with my hair, so i've almost rules that out unless i can go to sleep sooner and maybe run at like 4 AM?I have some weights, but I lack the courage to swim and go to a gym.
