i do hiit on monday, then weight training on tuesday, and also walk for maybe 45 minutes just to do something to keep myself from getting bored, then on wednesday i do hiit (i always follow up with a cooldown walk that takes maybe 20 minutes) and just repeat. on sunday, i rest completely, and some whole weekends i skip the gym. just alternate the day, but if you're looking for weight loss, make sure you're walking even on the days you're not doing hiit
