Actually, I started that same kind of thing during summer. I started to hit 160 and you could tell a little bit of fat was starting to poke through...then I started to eat nothing all day and have a good size dinner. I did that for about 2 weeks and lost about 10 pounds. I'm sure every one is different though. I wouldn't recommend this diet to anyone. After those two weeks (which is when I started browsing /fit/) I was convinced that that was not the correct way to eat right and I started eating 4-5 meals a day to try to gain weight while lifting (after cutting, I'm working to gain more muscle). This way works better if you want to lose weight or gain weight in my opinion.
