How does this workout/diet sound:

I am 5'11", ~128lbs. I have been eating like this for about a week and have cut out virtually all junk food.

Breakfast: 4 eggs, scrambled w/ 2 pieces of protein bread (6g of protein per slice), also 1 tall glass of skim milk ( I think its 8oz, not sure)

Lunch: 2 pieces of protein bread w/ a lot of slices of turkey and 4 slices of swiss cheese, 1 protein bar (14g of protein), and ~8oz of water.

Dinner: Varies from day to day. Always some sort of meat product. today I had 2 cans of tuna.

My workout only involves pull-ups and chin-ups. Its between the door frame of the my room so I do alternate between 3 chin-ups (over hand) and 5 pull-ups (under hand). I have not counted how many of each I do a day.

Would this be enough weight training to give me bigger arms, shoulders, core, back, abs, etc?

I also read the naked warrior pdf and I really like the workout plan.

OP here,

Also should I be doing cardio and if so how often?

You could do NORMAL push-ups before one handed.

Alright, it's hot and I'm extremely bored, so I'll infuse you with some knowledge about pushups. Leverage is extremely important, higher up your feet are, the more you're working out your legs. So, here it goes.

Start by getting up to 20 normal pushups.
Put you feet up on a stair or coffee table, get to 20 here.
Move onto a chair, then a table, then a countertop.

At this point you can start worrying about one armed pushups. The trick is start with a modified normal pushup--one arm should be in the classic position, with the other raised up on a stack of books. Move up to greater heights, and eventually you'll be able to pull off one handed pushups.

As well, since you worked up so such a verticle height, you can also work on handstands.

Good luck.

Er, working out without your legs for support, focusing more on the arms.. I apologize, it's 100 degrees and I have no air conditioning

OP you female or male? Because 128 sounds incredibly skinny for almost 6 feet.
