Just ran 3 miles in 25:17. That's not very fast, but at least I'm in better shape than half the people on 4chan.

So, /fit/, what is your time for a 3 mile run?

22:23min. That was years ago when i used to run all the fucking time. These days its 26min or so for 3miles
>> Anonymous
17:06 as of 05/15/08.

I trained for this personally to achieve certain military specifications.

I never competed in a race or marathon in my life.

About five days.

A mile on monday, a mile on wednesday, and a mile on friday.

Haooh, fatties.

21:30. Running is probably the thing I suck the most at.

I don't believe you, at all.

But, you don't even know me. My past is full of inhumane training, both for academies, competition fighting, and just to keep myself entertained.
>> anonymous
my 3 mile run time is 17:57 personal best as of 2 weeks ago. still not to fast, but not to slow either.
>> anonymous
did it to see how many consecutive miles i could run under 3 minutes...
>> anonymous
6 mins i mean sorry

Noobs, if you take out your knife you run faster.
>> Anonymous
I could tell you my 110m hurdle time, but I don't think I've ever even ran 3 miles straight

High school varsity track. Then again, I'm skinnier than the African kid from Nigeria that just immigrated in

19:36 last fall (still in high school, in before underaged b&). My first year running too. I'm tall and skinny as hell though, and played a lot of soccer when I was younger.

Cross country, bitches.
>> RManifold !!C8TFUxHCCUl
I'm a 17:30 guy. I seem to do better in longer distances though.

Anyone who is at all fit or athletic should be able to do it in 22-23 minutes.

Correct, but not military police. City.

I don't believe anyone that says anything under 20:00, just like I don't believe you assholes who are always claiming to be white males over 6 feet and able to do 100 push-ups in 2 minutes and one-handed pull-ups. And I especially don't believe all you fuckers saying shit under 18:00. Maybe it might be fitting if this was a cross-country champion runners gathering forum, but this is fucking 4chan.

While in the Marine Corps, I would usually run a 21:30 - 22:00 3 mile

I ran cross-country when I was in high school and I'll be the first to tell you that the cross-country demographic overlaps considerably with the 4chan demographic. A lot of cross-country runners, like me, are upper/middle-class skinny white guys who couldn't really play other sports.

Running under 18 minutes isn't that difficult, it just takes about two-three years commitment and lots of time. If you were in cross-country in highschool, this should be easy for you. Out of highschool (and in the office world without physical training all the time) it's more of an accomplishment.

I just ran a 21:34 right now. I'm doing my first 5k ever on July 13th, hoping for a sub-21 min.
>> Anonymous
Let's see. I usually hit two miles at the 20 minute mark. Guess it would help if I was actually trying to run for speed, eh?

Anon can vouch for this. Not samefag, just another running middleclassfag
>> Anonymous
17:50 also lol at the fat fucks getting pissed at fit people
>> Anonymous
Ran a 5k race last weekend. Got 21:13 which is not bad since I generally lift more than I run.
>> Anonymous
It is me that is a super-weakling over -9000 or are you all over +9000?

I can't even run! 3miles.

I remember, when i was in highschool, that i ran 1km in about 4:30min, and my feet (flatfeet!) hurt like hell, and next day i didn't showed up at school.
>> Wheat Thin !wqeQ6aYGs.
>>129939
1 mile in 13 minutes, hell yeah.

I just started.
>> Anonymous
about 19 minutes, but thats only because I was training for air assault school. and you need to be able to run 4 miles in 30 minutes after they 'smoke' the shit out of you.
>> i dunno
4 years ago, before I started smoking and not exercising I could do a 5k in about 20. Or 19, I dunno.
>> Anonymous
45 minutes, but i my path is hilly (15-20 degree incline/half going up, half going down. 1 mile path), I've never done my 3 miles on a flat plane so I don't know if my time would be better.
>> Anonymous
I can do 4 miles in 25 minutes.
