DIET: (I eat this everyday)
(8AM)Breakfast: 1/3 Cup Oats
1 Cup Fat free soy milk
3 Strawberries
1/2 Bannana
Added whey/soy protien mix (I think it ads like 15g clean protien)
1 serve Herbalife meal replacement (reletivly low on sugar and adds a lovley taste)
TOTAL KCAL: 416

Then Off to School

(4PM)LUNCHL Same as breakfast, sans the Soy/Whey mix

(7-8PM)DINNER A veggie Medley containing whatever the fuck is in the fridge
