well, i was once overweight about a good 40lbs. i enrolled into weight training in high school with no experience at all in it and was able to squat pretty decently. after high school i was able to lose all that weight solely on cardio and healthy eating.
i just recently started squatting again and can no longer squat as much as i did in high school. dont really think it means much if u cant squat/bench body weight etc
