I was going to the gym last year on a steady schedule, until in December I found out I would have to work different hours temporarily. This left me with no time to hit the gym and the only 24 hour gym was a 30 minute drive and had a much more expensive membership fee. So I stopped going. This week I got my normal hours again, so I went back to the gym and was a lot weaker then I was about 3 months ago. I also noticed I started looking like Simon Pegg in Run Fat Boy Run, skinny arms/legs and a round torso. What is the best way to get back in the habit of being healthy after letting your self go for 3 months?
tl;dr
just do the same shit you always used to do. you'll get back in shape. there is no silver bullet.
walk more, durr.if it's shorter than eight blocks, walk.
look into creatine
>>53032i am in the middle of the suburbs so i can only walk to the store but i need a car to put stuff in>>53037i don't like the idea of losing most of my gains when I stop taking it
>>53246you lost you gains already so what is the big deal?
>>53246You don't have to stop taking creatine, you only cycle that shit and keep taking it, plus if you lose it will be minimal (plus why would you quit taking the shit? PUMP4LIFE NIGGA)
>>53268i don't like creatine because the water retention makes me look and feel a little bloated
>>53279deal with it. also, how much worse could you look on creatine than off? Seriously, whatever, do what you feel like doing since you already came here mind made up.
>>53287i just don't like it because when i got off of it i lost a little more then 15lbs in about a week, but if it is the best way then i guess i will do it.
