hey fitI am bout 6 ft tall i weigh bout 185lbs i havent worked out for 6 month and lately i have been eating a lot. i used to be 160 when i ran track about a year ago but still had some belly fat. can you guys tell me how to loose the love handles and and the belly fat that kinda seems to becoming like a beer belly. also when i used to weight lift i started getting stretch marks near my shoulders and pecs what do i do to stop that?
