hey /fit/,

I'm a pretty skinny guy who swims a couple times (1-2 hrs) a week and finds that the upper body workout is giving pretty noticeable pecs. I'm not a huge fan of them, so are there any exercises I can do to make them more lean? or is this a genetics thing?

only way to do that is to stop swimming and let them atrophy or do high rep low weight exercises but i doubt the second idea would work
