Hey /fit/, I'm about to start a workout routine and I wanted ask what were the fundamentals to losing belly fat, love handles and man boobs. I'm kind of start to gain some and I want to get back into shape. I don't want six pack abs or anything like that, I'm just looking into having an overall slim look, what does /fit/ recommend?

Thank God for no spot reducing thingy, you need a general fat reduction, it'll probably help your face, legs, arms and what-the-fuck, everything. You need to lose weight. That's it.

As said, improve diet. Stop eating like a fat-ass and you'll stop being one :) Honestly. If you stop eating the shit you do, you'll go from ZOMG, RIP MY EYES OFF to okay, not too bad. But, if you want more and some muscles/power, go go hardworking exercises and jogging.
