I've got a jumprope it's a great cheap cardio work out you can hide in a desk draw.
Wearing shoes suck, they're too heavy, I just wear socks. Sockless sucks because I clip my toes too much and it fucking stings.
Jumping is a skill, if you haven't done much then you're definitely going to fuck up lots until you've developed it.
I do 100-200 jumps and then a bunch of free-weight reps or body-weight exercises, then 100-200 jumps and a different exercise. A bit like HIIT I guess?
