Hello /fit/. I am almost 19 years old and am about 5'10. I weigh 130 pounds and I want to put on some muscle weight! I eat a lot of food but don't really gain weight. What is the best food/exercise plan to gain some muscle mass!
Just start working out, do cardio and do muscle workouts like benching or curling, on top of push-ups and such regularly,>muscle weighs more than fat.
