walk up stairs. Standing calf raise. Slow on the way up, and all the way, hold it. Slow on the way down, get a good stretch, hold it for a sec then repeat. Every rep should be about 4-5 seconds. Don't rush your calf raises like every other donkey at the gym that does 20 reps in like 6 seconds with 100 lbs. In stead do as I said, with some light weight, and you will feel some mad burn after only a few good reps. Remember when building muscle, it's not always about how much weight you do, it's how you do it.
