Anyone else get really tired because of work out? I did 60min run today and I am too tired I ate carbs but nothing is working to lift me back up. I hate getting tired so early because I have resposibilities and I need the energy to stay awake. Caffine is not an option because I won't be able to sleep later. So, what is the deal?? Any advice? Should I have a 10 min rest and split the runs into two 30 mins and have a gel in between? I was wondering if it could be iron loss during the impact of the sole causing cells to burst. I already take a multivitamin w/iorn, femanon here. If anything worked for you guys let me know otherwise just let it 404
Thanks for help.

That sounds like a pretty decent idea. but I'd op for splitting it into 3 20 min sessions with breaks between each if you have the time to do so.
