I dunno. I just have huge legs from bike riding in the snow and 8 years of ddr, and I suck balls at running. No stamina.

Depends on how you exercise them, but most of your training for running should be... running.

I refuse to believe that basic strength training in your legs won't help your running. Of course, doing just the strength training won't help you, but I'm inclined to believe that running / leg strength training will eventually get you further than... JUST running, but I mite be wrong.
