Thanks a bunch. I'll be looking to take this in about a year, so I guess I can get a heads up on it now. :]

Motherfucking cunt. 8 minutes to go in the RapidShit upload, then Firefox gives me some "network connection timed out" error, and nothing gets uploaded.

I guess the torrent will do for now... RS coming later...

Tried uploading another three chapters again yesterday, but I got the same "network connection timed out" error, and didn't bother to try again for the day.

Here's chapter 1:

More coming later, though slowly. Sorry for the delay.

May I suggest MediaFire instead of Rapidshare? :)

That one screwed me over too, though I was only at 50%, not all the way up to 90%. There's probably just bandwidth issues going on, trying to seed the torrent and upload the files to hosting sites simultaneously. After I get a few copies out, I'll start RS'ing.

Don't most fitness instructors have Human Kinetics bachelor's degrees (since there's shit-all else you can do with that degree)? I'm not sure you're gonna do so well finding a job with that book...

No, I'm just a college student working for the summer, and getting paid $20 per hour to help current trainers and lead some of my own smaller classes. Some of them, who have experience and work full time, get $50 per hour, but most are around $35.
