potassium benzoate - Presurvative, bad for you, and completely pointless, you don;t need to preserve soda (if you package it right).
sucralose - A relatively new artificial sweatener, possible health concerns, nothing as definate as other varieties, though
acesulfame potassium - different artificial sweatener, no definitive adverse health effects, been around a relatively long time, so its probably pretty safe.
citric acid - fine natural flavor - probably fine, dependant on how its made
There are two big problems with this drink, for one, its carbonated, which inhibits absorbtion by your body, and generally makes it worse for you then water, and additionally it has potassium benzoate in it, which is just daft, along with being unhealthy.
