Pants in America Anonymous
/fit/, can anyone please explain to me why there are no pants in America for athletic people? Everywhere I look, I can find sizes like 32W32L, 34W30L, and even 40W30L. What the fuck is that? Why are there no 34W38? And if I ever manage to find a pair, it's fine in the waist, but then it's too tight on my quads! To get it to fit there, the waist has to sag!

tl;dr
WHY DOES AMERICA HAVE NO CLOTHES FOR NOT-FATTIES?
>> Anonymous
Dunno but I run into the same problem. I'm 6'5 but in good shape. All XL clothing seems to assume you have a fat ass waistline so usually I have to find tall sizes or go with XL clothing that is slim fit.

WTF are you talking about?!?
>> Anonymous
So what you actually mean is there are no clothes for tall people that don't assume that your a fat ass as well?

Person me = new Person();
if(me.getLength >= me.getWaist)
{
me.setPantsAvailability(false);
me.setFatty(false);
}
else
{
me.setPantsAvailability(true);
me.setFatty(true);
}

System.out.println("It is " + me.getFatty() + " that you are fat, so it is " + me.getPantsAvailability() + " that you will be able to find pants.");

>WHY DOES AMERICA HAVE NO CLOTHES FOR NOT-FATTIES?

It's almost useless for stores to stock clothes for non-fatasses in the USA.

34w38l means you have long legs

go to a big and TALL store, it's not just for fatties, it's for short/fat, tall/fat, and tall/skinny

Actually, there are no pants for athletic people in Europe either. But I know what you mean - I've had to stop wearing jeans and transfer to baggy cargos or shorts.

Also, because I do not normally do regular SQWATZ because I am not a faggot (I do box SQWATZ - superior), my glutes and hamstrings are fucking enormous, so it's a struggle to find pants that don't rip whenever I bend over.

Shop online maybe? I take 32W30L and it's also hard to find.

Sadly big and tall stores START at 38 waist. They're big AND tall, not one or the other.

I'm 34W/36W, and I can only find jeans at the Gap. Decently priced, though.

I have to agree with OP. I'm 6' tall (which is not exactly TALL), and I always have a hard time finding clothes in my length that don't have, say, a 38" waist or a 17.5" neck.

I think the assumption must be that if you have a 32" waist, you must be 5'4", and if you have a 34" inseam, you must have a huge gut hanging over your 40" waistband.

Shortfag here. 30W30L are getting increasingly difficult to find.

Looks like its carpenter pants for us.

32W32L isn't for fatasses at all. I'm athletic and 6'1 and that's my jeans size.

I usually find good pants in Europe, being tall&slim, but most of the trouble I have is with shirts, some of them look more like mommy gowns. When I went to Hong Kong, where the people are generally ~10cm shorter but everyone is slim as hell, I was amazed to find more shirts that fit me than I did in Europe.

It sucks being 29/30x34. It's a bitch trying to find slim fits too.

im really short and wide, im not fat, only got 14% body fat, but i wear a size 30 waist with 30 inch legs. The problem is that lots of the jeans i like are cut with really skinny legs and so ive got to buy jeans that are 2 sizes to big to get legs that fit me right, so they always sag off my ass.

anyone else got problem like this. Got to wear baggy ass jeans to fit them right around the leg so u dont look like an emo fag

OP here.

All the Big & Tall stores I've seen go for both, as >166487 said.

Unfortunately, I'm not only a tallfag, but a poorfag too.

What I really need is a 29/31. 30s are too short, and 32 is a tad long and drags when I wear sneakers. All I ever find are 30/30s or 30/32s, if there are even any of those. 32 waists just slide off me (no hips). It's a pain trying to find anything in my size unless it's from Europe (expensive).
Stupid fatties.

I wear furs on my legs, gathered from beasts of the wild whose skulls I crushed between my biceps.

Take this shit to /fa/, you /fa/gs.

Seriously, I'm 6'3 and lucky if I can ever find 32x34.

I've never seen 29/32s, only 29/30.

It bugs me when I go to buy skinny jeans (I'm not amazingly thin or anything, 32W) and I see they come in 40W
