Hi /fit/, I need your help. I'm a skinnyfag trying to work out. I actually really enjoy the pain. Why wouldn't I, I'm a fag. But if I consume anything before the workout, I taste it. It comes halfway up from my stomach or whatever. I don't think I'll vomit, but it just sickens me to be so aware of crumbly-sick tummy mulches. Especially the milk in a shake.Is this normal? Should I just eat farther away from my workout and deal with the lower energy, or are there specific things to eat or methods to avoid this? I'm hating workout because of this.
Don't eat a meal 2-3 hours before a workout. And 30 mins - 1 hour for a snack.
