>>32638 i don't have massage benefits coverage, so i haven't really tried it. i've had great improvement with a chiropractor for my low back injury, i could bar deadlift 150 lbs (slightly more than my bodyweight) 3x12 because of it. before a few chiropractic adjustments, my low back would prevent me workouts with my personal trainer, we would always stop at anything resembling deadlifts, we didn't want to aggravate my injury. it's ok now, my lower back, which is notorious as being "unhealable" is definitely getting stronger.
i suspect it's the cost that's got that answer, so it's being avoided and untried, and perhaps doesn't seem necessary. i know it's the "popular thing" to bash them, but it's not like mystic fortune telling hiding in a shady alley in the untrusteworthy part of town. it's got a governing body of practice and there's as many chiro clinics as dentists and as walk in regular doctor clinics: lots.
i feel better from going to a chiropractor. i am not really sure what else I can say beyond that.
