Yo /fit/. Fatty here in need of a workout change. I'm gettin' ready to hit the gym, but I don't wanna puss out and do cardio anymore, it doesn't seem like its working. But I also don't wanna do shit that's pointless. I'm 260lbs and 5"9.What does /fit/ recommend? Weights, running, etc?Help a fatty get in shape, please. Thankin' you all in advance.
