Hi /fit/
I work long night shifts which makes it easy to stick to a eating/training routine unless its my day off. Any critiques/comments greatly appreciated

400pm wake up / 2 cups oatmeal
430pm coffee
445pm gym
700pm shake w/ 2 cups protein powder, peanut butter powder and 1 cup egg whites
10pm 1/2 of a huge ass salad with tuna
130am second 1/2 of that huge ass salad

Looks ok, you might want to add a 5th small meal in there if you're looking to build mass
