Hey /fit/, I'M currently an obese fuckup, im like 220-230 lbs, mostly fat, whats a goal mass for a 6'3 kind of guy. Currently I'm running (mostly jogging) a mile or so every second day trying to get back into shape, after i plan on pushing it up to 3 miles a day over a period of a year, I'm starting to eat healthy too, do you guys recommend anything else or something different? my goal is to look relatively normal by my next birthday
