Umm I have absolutely no idea what my percentage of body fat is (not much), but I'd recommend you focus less on the actual diet and more on drinking lots of water. Outside the obvious staying away from high fructose corn syrup and excess fats and sugars, fat is pretty easily flushed away if you just up your water intake and like, do some crunches or something.
That's how it's always been for me, anyway.
