Alot..

Well, you do infact train most of your body (biceps lacking, to some extend pectoralis aswell), but alot of them are only synergist, ie, not punishing your muscles like you should.

You need around 10 exercises to FULLY train your entire body, effectively

dumbass

You need to break down your workouts into 4 sections, each focusing on 2 muscle groups. Deadlifts, Squats, etc... can be done on the same day since they focus on your lower back/leg area the most.

A full body workout (in 1 session) is dumb and dangerous.

Not OP but:
Does anyone know of a good set of exercises I can do *without* weights that constitute a full body workout? I recently started jogging again & am looking for a few exercises to do after my jog/small sprints.

Some I do already: Pushups, situps, pullups, squats... that's about it. I don't alternate on different days.
