Hey /fit/.

I was previously quite fat (though not HUEG) and have started to lose weight. I've already lost some to be noticeable, but I have quite a large double chin. Again not HUEG, but it's fairly ugly.

My question is, as I lose weight, will the chin go down as well, or is there some specific way to get rid of my chin weight?

Thanks.

Yeah, as you lose weight overall, the fat around your face, neck, etc. should decrease as well.

some people who were obese and lose drastic weight usually the chin is the first to go, i dont know of any chin exercises but if you keep losing that will go shortly

Try one of the facial exercise programs out there, they might help. Fatty.

Yeah, I'm sorry about that. I just came from /b/, and I was in a trolling mood. Won't happen again.

When I lost weight the first place I noticed it was in my face and chin and hands.

Question:

Do you have this double chin 24/7 or does it only show up when you bend your neck down? Cause I've known 120 pound girls who had noticeable double chins when they bent their neck down and I know a 250 pound guy who has pretty much nothing on his chin.

If it's there all the time, then you can worry. Otherwise, a lot of it can be genetics. Of course, in regards to women, a lot of them develop more fat in the face due to their hormones.
