Kettlebell is kinda gay. I got into it for a bit and bought a couple. Then I started getting seriously into HIIT, which gave me all the lower-body strength training I needed (my legs are so fucking sore for 48 hours after HIIT I can barely walk, much less do full-body kettlebell exercises).
So then I noticed that I was just using my kettlebell like a dumbbell for upper-body exercises. So I just bought dumbbells and couldn't be happier. Most kettlebell exerises can be done with dumbbells anyway.
Enjoy your overpriced gimmick dumbbells.
