Hey /fit/. What's the best time of the day to do cardio? Currently, I do 20-30 minutes of non-HII running on a treadmill before I go to bed.

it's hard for me to fall asleep if I do cardio close to my bedtime. For me I do my cardio in the morning to help wake me up more then ihave a lighter load with my weighttraining in the late afternoon evening.
