Need advice Anonymous
Like many ppl on here, i've finally come to realize that my body is fucking disgusting and it's time to change.

I'm 6'4 and 290 pounds. Basically i just want to shed the weight, i'm not into looking like a body builder or anything.

My plan is to obviously change my diet, only home cooked meals, and certainly eat much less.

As well as starting my day off with a 1-2 hour walk.

If i keep this routine up for the entire summer what kind of results could i expect to have? Hearing people say 1 pound a week is kind of disheartening.

Seriously though, 75% of losing wait is diet, but to tone you need to work out. Cut your sins and just find some good music and run, like Forest run.

OP Here, Thx, anyone have any sort of first hand knowledge though? I'd be stoked to be able to drop 50 pounds this summer, and i know once i start to lose a little, i'm going to want to lose more and more.

At 290lbs, I wouldn't recommend running.

Dont run, it wont be worth the damage. Keep up the schedule your planning, doing that I lost about 2 pounds a week for a while, as I was a vegetable before hand, do that for a month or 2 until the effects begin to diminish, by that time you should be able to start jogging, DONT TRY TO SPRINT, you'll rape your knee's. Its all about starting simple and progressing into a more strict routine.
