Hey /fit/, figured you'd be the place to ask this.I've never had to worry about food or anything my whole life, I'm skinny as hell bodily-wise without giving anything a second thought.I do, however, have some disgusting chinfat that is catching up with me. I've corrected my posture to hide it in the past, but I can't stop noticing it nowadays.Would changing my diet have a good effect? I drink soda more than water and eat sugary shit all the time. I really don't want to exercise if I don't have to, I'm a lazy motherfucker, but if it will help getting rid of this...
