Alright /fit/,

Sorry for the camwhoring, but I was wondering if it would be a good idea to exersize right now.

Basically for the past 6 hours I've been sitting on my ass at the computer eating whatever was in the fridge.

I feel like a total fatty- I want to exersize all the food off, but my body is still pretty sore from track practice earlier today and I worry I'm going to injur myself or some shit.

Should I just exersize through the pain?

Rub one out. It burns calories without putting a lot of strain on your muscles. If you can, try to go for multiples (at least 3). If not, at least keep your hips moving throughout.

also, sleep it off...you can work out tomorrow...also...drink tons of water...it'll make everything in your body get out faster...so you soak in less fat...
