Puffy nipples Anonymous
Hey /fit/, what's the deal with puffy nipples anyway?

I'll admit I'm an underage b& for now, but they've been bothering me for a few years now. My doctor says they'll go away because of my hormone levels, but I somewhat don't believe him because of past stories on the internet.

Are there any natural solutions?
I'm a little overweight, but nothing to the point of huge moobs, and I'm a lineman in football. I look fine with my shirt off, a little belly, a manly happy trail, and that doesn't make me angry at all. It's the puffy nipples that get to me.

Surgery isn't an option right now.

Can you help me, /fit/?

Pic related, not mine, and my chest doesn't look that bad at all, just the nipples apply.

Hmm, I can hope for that the best.

Otherwise, what are the alternatives?

it's gynocomastia, it usually goes away with puberty... but if it doesn't I'd advise you either go with hormone therapy to get rid of it (if that's possible)... or become a trap...

DON"T GET THE SURGERY... your chest will look pig disgusting

I'm 23, Got puffy nipples when I was 13 (I was overweight). Lost all the weight when I was 21. But I still have puffy nipples.

Going to get the surgery later this year most likely. It's not nearly as pronounced as the disgusting picture, but it ruins my chest physique.

OP here, I got them when I was 13 too. I'll be losing weight my senior year because I don't want to continue football after high school.

I'll ask my doctor about it again.

I wouldn't waste my time trolling.
Maybe it's because I don't trust my doctor fully.

This is far more common than you think. I wouldn't worry about it- a little exercise and toning up the chest will most likely help.
