Whats the highest calorie food /fit/ knows?

And the highest in protein ( per 100g)?
>> Anonymous
peanut butter is the most calorie dense I can think of

whey powder should have the highest protein content
>> Anonymous
Most calorie dense is olive oil or other oils obviously.

If you mean both then peanutbutter is a good guess, or else there is nuts. But thats also what peanutbutter is made from.
>> Anonymous
peanut butter is like 3g/15g
processed cheese is 5g/20g
tuna is 15g/50g (not sure about it but its labelled as 100g cuz of the water or something)
>> Anonymous
nuts, oils and dairy are the most calorie dense foods.

Thanks, ill get me some peanut butter.

Peanut butter, butter/lard, oils and Oatmeal for the calorie question
Tuna or whey protein powder for the protein question

For both: Peanut Butter or Oatmeal

Bacon is around 60g protein, 40g fat I think.
Fish like salmon/mackerel, etc consists only of protein + fat(good)

Peanutbutter owns all !
Protein: 29 g
Carbs: 13 g
Fats: 52 g

Next to that is cheese i think
Protein: 24 g
Carbs : 1 g
Fats : 25 g

Tuna is maximum at 28 grams protein, and no fat no carbs. Therefore tuna sucks balls

sorry for a beginner question:
Under what circumstances would I eat peanut butter or oatmeal?

I'm skinny and want to gain muscles and lose a bit of belly fat.

When you're hungry.
>> Anonymous
>>446358

where did you get that from?

1g of fat has 9kcal
so 100g of oil has 900kcal

1000g has 9000
1800g has 16200kcal
>> Anonymous
beef jerky can be up to 65% protein, 3% fat

>>447495
I assume this means it is the right meal for anyone that wants to be fit but does not replace other sources of important vitamins and should only be used to cover the daily calories/carbon/protein needs?
>> Anonymous
lard has the most calories per 100g of any food.
>> Anonymouse
>>447498

While that is true, it probably wasn't 100 grams of fat per 100, probably more like 72 or 80grams per 100

well i dunno about cost but little debbie zebra cakes are like 25 cents(ok i think they are 50 cents now but the ones at the gas station are bigger) but the pic is of the ones that you buy 5 packs at a time....and to be honest they have gotten a lot smaller since i was a kid..I remember when i was a kid we always got those fucking things because they were like 99 cents a box so cheap little debbie knew our mothers wouldn't say no......sometimes i will just pick them up and look at the calories on the back and be like nope not going to eat one of these things ever again.....little debbie should commit suicide......also where does the fat come from?

sounds about right. It's nice protein and omega3s.

skinny and wanting to gain weight = eat all healthy food all the time

>>447498
you, sir, are an idiot.

1800g only=1.8L in something equally as dense as water. Oil is clearly less dense than water
>> Anonymous
hmm for every 59 gram egg you have 9 grams are shell 37 grams are water 6.25 grams are protein 5 grams are fat....so if you subtract water....eggs are pretty much as protein dense as it gets.....62.5 grams of protein 50 grams of fat in 10 eggs.....if you were to eat just the whites you'd be getting pretty much 100grams=100 grams of protein.....
