Does /fit/ have any books to recommend on nutrition/losing weight? I'm already leading what I think is a relatively healthy lifestyle, I'd just like some extra knowledge when it comes to what stuff to eat.

barry sears zone stuff is kind of informal. anything zone/paleo/velocity diet type-ish is the way to go.

There was a short book on 100 superfoods, told you what each food was good for and bad for. e.g. blueberries good for eyes, peanutbutter bad for heart. Was fucking amazing, had really easy recipes and shit.
