You can drink oil and you'd hit 5k kcal without much effort (assuming you can stomach it), but generally, 5k kcal is a damn lot of food to eat.

It's different for everyone and only you can figure it out for yourself, so do like I suggested above, if you're working out shoot for high protein and at first start with 3k, then 3.5k, 4k, etc.
