Hey /fit/

How do you maintain an exercise schedule when you are away from home?

I'm going to be gone for a week for work, and I don't think there's a gym in the hotel nor do I want to run around a city I don't know.

What can I do to at least keep kinda fit?

push ups, sit ups, pull ups, squat your suitcase, don't pig out on shit food just cause you don't have a kitchen.
And what are you scared of? Black people? Getting lost? Take your ass outside and run.

Getting lost. Also, it'll still be frozen where I'm going.

At the very least you could do some well paced walking in the hotel or at a nearby mall. Otherwise, just stick with push ups and such. If you have internet access and a laptop hop on youtube and look up 8 minute abs

do not go running around in a city you're unfamiliar with.

The way I've dealt with this kind of this is like this: I take one week off every season. There always seems to be something that makes it so I can't work out for a week and that something usually happens about 4 times a year (trip, vacation, illness).
Don't sweat it....you might even be stronger/faster after your week off.

does your hotel have a pool? Ask the attendant, then wake up early and swim laps.

Just make sure you pace the pool or something so you know how big it is, the swim about a quarter to a half mile.

I did this in a 10 meter pool. Kinda relaxing.

Also, don't run around the city you don't know. If you must, just run straight along the street your hotel is on, that way you don't get lost.

just take a week off. a week's rest after pounding your body for 3+ months is always a good thing.

Keep eating the same but just take a week off. A week's rest once in a while does absolute wonders.
