Not OP, but again, I must pose the question: Why no cardio and then weights?
I'm looking to lose weight, but also get some muscle (not bulk up, and I'm trying to avoid using the word "tone" incorrectly). Say I do my cardio, which burns a few calories, and then do my weight training. What, exactly, with weight training, stops the magic calorie-burning process that cardio gets rolling?
