If this seems like a trolling post it isn't, I have a huge lack of information on this subject. Anyway, it's my assumption that as long as I eat less calories than I burn every day I should lose weight correct? I lift weights for about 30 minutes a day and do cardio for about 30 minutes, other than that, I pretty much eat about 2000 calories a day (I weight about 320), now here's the question does it really matter what I eat? As long as I eat less calories? Usually I eat one to two tuna fish sandwhiches a day, and then I just eat whatever else is around the house, which could be from chicken, to cereal, to those small freezer pizzas, or some kinda of strudel, whatever, I just don't go over 2000. Is this fine?

the quality of your food matters so eat healthy otherwise you'll be lacking nutrients and end up hungry as fuck.

do an /rs/ search for venuto then download and read the book. seriously, read the fucking book.
