Need To Gain Weight. Anonymous
Hey /fit/, I'm looking to join the air force next year and I need to gain some weight.

Right now I'm 18 years old, about 180cm tall and weigh about 60kg.

I do eat a lot and I'm using sustagen about 3 times a day, but I seem to have a metabolism that goes at the speed of light >=(.

Holy shit you sound like me.
Except I'm possibly an inch or two taller, 19 years old and aren't going to join any armed forces.
But with eating extra and doing weight training all I could gain from when I was 18 till now, was a minuscule 4kg. My problem was consistency and commitment, I would train ~2 times a week and still skip breakfast here and there.

What you need to do is join a gym, or get some free weights and a bench for yourself at home. start eating a lot more, eat more eggs, meat and tuna but make sure to include greens and cereal and such. All things in moderation for now.
I wouldn't suggest cardio right now, if you're anything like me, you won't need to strip off any fat till later.
