Question for /fit/:

I'm really getting bored of cardio and HIIT. I don't need to lose weight, I just want to reduce bf% and gain muscle.

Can I cut it out of routine completely?

Anyway, there are so many ways to do 'cardio' how can you get bored?

Running, rowing, cross-training, skipping, boxing, even aerobics

Soccer just got done with and I'm so sick of running.

Don't get me wrong, running is really easy.. it's just so god damn boring.
