Im Skinny and i need advice on how to get bigger. What protein drinks should i get? I live in UK by the way. Also how many sessions should i do a week? I was thinking something like 10 reps a set, with 3-5 sets a session, using 20lb dumbells.

protein powder isn't absolutely necessary, as long as you eat three large meals per day, and supplement those with a shitload of milk.

i personally use Serious Mass (pic related) and it seems to get the job done.

do full body workouts 3x per week till you build up enough strength to create a split workout routine. lift heavy till you can't lift any more. rest lots and eat lots.

If you want to get bigger you need to make sure to increase the number of carbs and various other things that are supposedly of positive value.

You basically just take what would be a health diet and increase the general amounts and maybe go for some more carbs, things like rice and such.

Something simple to do might be making a bowl of rice with some scrambled eggs mixed in. It wouldn't necessarily be all that unhealthy and would probably give you some bulking up type crap for energy or what have you.

But you probably would need a bit more fat in your diet to be turned into energy and such, so you may want to try out things like increased amounts of fruit and possibly fish.

Protein shakes end up just being generally unproductive and unsatisfying so just avoid all that horrible crap like the plague. The gym bunnies that suggest that sort of thing are not the sort of freaks you ought to be emulating if you want to be considered normal outside a gym setting.
