Hey /fit/! I'm running my first marathon and I'm kinda lost when it comes to nutrition. I know I should be drinking a lot of water and eating complex carbs the night before a long run, but what else should I be eating and avoiding? What should I eat after my runs, too? And I don't mean like "eat 75% carbs, and make sure you get at least 25g of fat from protein, blah, blah, blah..." What are some good fruits, veggies, cereals I should be eating?
