Why are there so many goddamn "hardgainer" threads tonight?

"I have a really fast metabolism!"
"I can't gain any weight!"
"How do I get bigger?"

It's really quite simple ladies and gentlemen.

Step 1: Do squats, deadlifts and benches with FUCKING HEAVY weights. No more pussy weights. If you're looking to gain muscle you don't need to waste time with 100 crunches.

Step 2: Eat a lot of healthy food, all the time, every day. You need all 3 macronutrients (complete protein, carbs and fat) to get big.

IF YOU ARE NOT GAINING THEN YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH. IT'S THAT SIMPLE.

Yeah yeah, we know. You have a "really fast metabolism". Well guess what? Your body still operates the same way as everyone else. You eat over a certain amount, you gain weight.
