Sup /fit/ gotta question my friend is trying to get into the marines shes 5' 8'' and she is 175, she has giant thighs and a giant ass so its not really so much fat we took a fat % and is roughly 21.5%. She wants to be able to lose it down to about 160 but what she is really worried about is running the 1.5mile in 15min and she can currently cant run a steady mile. What should her calorie intake be and what work out should she be doing. Thanks for the help

Sorry pic not related =*(

hurm.

anyway cut 500 calories from her recommended daily intake. google a calculator that determines what your daily caloric intake should be based on height, weight, etc. Eat cleaner, no fatty shits like junk food, soda, candies etc. The only way to get better at running is to well run. However, don't do it everyday since your body will be overworked. Weight training will also help with the fat loss.

For the love of god keep women out of the military. They contribute absolutely nothing.
