I am eating lunch right now:

Ingredients:
Raw macadamia nuts
organic raspberries and blueberries
raw pecans
2% organic milk

INSTRUCTIONS:
Put it all in a bowl and eat it like cereal

WHAT I THINK ABOUT IT:
It taste really good. Try it.
It has a lot of good for you stuff in it like vitamins and mineral.

This is good. I've made it. copypasta though.

INGREDIENTS

* 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
* 1/2 cup chopped celery
* 1 tablespoon diced onion
* 1 apple, cored and chopped
* 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
* 1/4 cup mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon honey
* 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard
* 1/4 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1/2 head iceberg lettuce - rinsed, dried, and shredded

DIRECTIONS

1. In a salad bowl, combine the chick peas, celery, onion, apple or grapes and chopped nuts.
2. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, honey, mustard and lemon juice.
3. Combine the salad mixture and dressing. Toss and serve on a bed of shredded lettuce.

A Day on my College Diet

-2 packets of tuna (NO CANS!)
Technically 6 servings.. fuck it

-Water!
3liters to a gallon

-Handful of nuts
Whatever I can find cheap at the store

-Apples
Again cheap but good!

-Protein shakes!
2-3 shakes throughout the day, morning, midday, or before I fall asleep

Cheat food-
BK Fries. . . they are my crack

Breakfast:
4 hardboiled eggs without 2 of the yolks.
1 slice of wholegrain toast
olive oil

Lunch:
Tuna
dill pickle relish
veganase mayo
spinach
slice of lite Jarlsberg
2 slices of whole grain bread
apple

dinner:
some organic grass fed beef cut up into little bites and stir fried with some asparagus, spinach, and french beans.
amaranth
olive oil

Dessert:
strawberries

Nothing wrong with Canned Tuna just get the "light" kind. also canned salmon has more essential fatty acids which are good for you.
