i've got no bench @ home i'm using a core ball as a base to lift my free weights.

is this win, fit?

Core balls are made for training all the small stabilizers, especially in your back.

If you have back pain, not because of heavy lifts, but because you dont use your back so much, then these are very well.

i have no core ball, but i did have back pain until i started making some fagget looking exercises (:

Use one.

It's a great bench, and you can learn to balance while benching your dumbells

Barbell for benching isn't what I use... I like using two 50 pound weights and pressing those on a ball
