Hey /fit/ I've recently started losing weight, my starting weight was about 204lbs, and Im hoping to go down to approx 150lbs, will I have much to worry about as far as excess skin goes?

Dunno exactly. If you lose weight slowly and take care of your skin while you're losing weight, you should have less of a problem.

And by "take care of your skin" I'm not talking about putting lotion and stuff on it (though that might help too), I'm talking about eating foods that are good for your skin, and drinking lots of water, and maybe even taking vitamins.

sage for the same question ad infinitum

Excess skin only is there when you lost the majority of fat very quickly. and it "stays" that way only if you are still "fat" so if you have extra skin hanging around you need to continue losing fat to shrink the loose fat cells down to tighten up the skin

you are probably sick of hearing this, but drinking a ton of water keeps your skin hydrated, which will help stop extra skin. while you're losing weight you should be drinking as much water as you can safely
