I injured my wrist. Cant do anything that uses it.

I was thinking of doing squats and crunches at least. But squats bend my wrist back a bit holding the bar and it burns badly and feels like im damaging my wrist when it happens.

Im losing weight kind of fast from not working out. Anything I can do that does not use my wrist at all to at least slow down muscle loss?

use a bandage. And keep your wrist straight with squats. align with the arm.

Fuck I was about to make the same thread. It feels so sore when I bend mine. Is there anything else one might do to keep the pain down?

Mine was sore last week. It kinda still is but alot better. Good enough to do regular routine. I hurt mine when kicking up an 80 dumbbell during bench, shit slipped a little and my wrist like was jerked a little. There's really nothing you can do except bandages, try wearing a wrist wrap, I've been using wrist wrap gloves recently, helps support it. I think maybe its just a pulled muscle.

..maybe your grip slipped in that hand while doing an exercise. Like me, my left wrist is sore.
