Get a "10 penny" nail from the hardware store, non galvanized. Get some 200, 400, 800 grit sandpaper, and wet sand the rod of the nail until it has a mirror finish. There should be NO BURRS OBVIOUSLY. Take the pointy portion of it and slowly (gently) push the rod between your skin and tear duct.... it will hurt at first because the canal is 'virgin' if you will....
insert 1-2 cm, leave it for 15 minutes at a time, twice daily... over time the space will open up, and you'll be able to blow air through it.
- BONUS - Once you have the canal ready, get some bubble solution and blow bubbles out your eyes
