Hey guys, new to /fit/
I'm looking to lose around 30lbs.
I'm relatively healthy. I'm 6'2 and I weigh 240lbs.
I've got a vegetarian diet.

Any ideas?

well... At first i just did some standard running on a treadmill, just enough to get my heart running and me sweating, for like an hour. then as i could handle it better i substituted HIIT on a rowing machine once in a while, just because it's low impact and i found out that resistance trainging/cardio is godly.
