/fit/I'm going to start the One Hundred Pushups program next week. Thing is, pushups always fucking kill me. Is it best to attempt them at the beginning or end of my normal workout? I don't want them interfering with my Bench Press for instance

forget the pushups, 100 will most likely tear your muscle. Do sets of bench presses and curls instead.
