I think I may have anemia due to low iron. (I'm male btw)

My diet is very routine and I barely eat red meats/ veggies, mostly carbs and fruits.

any tests I can do at home to confirm anemia / low iron besides symptoms in pic?

Eating red meat once every two weeks will do you fine for iron. Spinach and soy products are good sources of iron as well. As a male, you don't bleed out your vagina regularly, so it's not easy to lose iron. Look hard at your diet and be sure you're really not getting enough iron. These days, it's hard NOT to get too much iron.
