Hello /fit/.

I'm a former fatty. 310lb down to 175lb and I feel as though I'm slipping back into my old ways.

I'm starting to develop cravings for junk food again and have been eating a lot of it lately. I don't know why this is.

I ate healthy for awhile but my mind is convincing me it's okay to have that shit again.

Find something that inspires you to be fit. A sport, Women, Personal goals, whatever.

For me it's parkour.

Every morning, I watch a certain youtube video, that inspires me for the rest of the day.

I've been skinny all my life, never had more than 15%bf or so. Know that you have this anon's undying fucking respect for dropping that vast amount of weight and the self-discipline it must have required to change your entire life.
