-listen to manowar. -look at history channel documentaries or articles about how ancient peoples used to toil and labor under truly brutal conditions, and not only live, but thrive. -'picture' or 'imagine' me lifting. -listen to or see weak people and their bullshit sob stories. -looking at other people doing amazing physical feats. -results, ESPECIALLY when you are at work or working around the house. -The thought of my chair and how I could spend the entire day on it doing nothing.
