I know the best way to lose weight is to do cardio/weights before breakfast, but how do you manage that?

I feel so tired and weak early in the morning, especially before eating anything.

I always eat something before I go, like a banana or pb&j. Then after 20 min or so, I go run. Screw running before breakfast.

I tend to do my cardio before breakfast... not always easy knowing your getting out of a warm bed to go running in the cold at 7am, but I generally just get up and go, its a pain to summon the energy sometimes, but it does alright.

I head to the gym and the treadmill but it's like 2 miles away and I don't have my driver's license yet -_-

If i do this like 5 times a week i'll lose weight pretty fast huh? I'm at 200 lbs, I'm aiming for 190, will see where I go from there. I'm 6'1.

Shit, if I were you I'de just get up and start walking... after about 15 minutes of walking you'll start to liven up and should be able to jog a bit etc etc.

more important to be able to do a lot of cardio/hiit than to do it before/after eating, early/late/midday, or any other details like that.

eat a banana or something like that before starting. work harder. you'll do good.

well it'll feel like shit waking up when the sky's still dark to exercise for a week or so,but gradually you'll start to feel less shittier.still feels shitty even after 3 months lol.lost 12 kg btw:)
