I dunno why people say smoothies 1) don't fill you up and 2) have a lot of calories...
if you are making them correctly, they will fill you up for a long time and have a low amount of calories, be very healthy, and provide the maximum amounts of nutrients in an easy-to-digest form.
breakfast today (i had the whole thing in 20 min): 1/2 fresh pineapple a little ice a little water 12 oz blueberries 12 oz strawberries 12 oz raspberries pomegranate juice 1 whole mango, diced 1 whole nectarine, diced
that is a lot of food. I was full for 5 hours and that is some serious antioxidant power and nutrients too. For more protein, replace some juice for almond milk. :)
