About 1:30 hours - 2 hours depending on how busy the gym is.On a good day, where I can get right on the rack... 1 hour 30mins start to finish.

Every 2 days - intense cycling for 2-2.5 hours2 hours daily of dumbbells and various exercises (at home)
30-40 minutes of strength training, 40-45 minutes of steady state cardio on my gym days.10 minutes of HIIT twice a week, I just do that at the track.
