I'm a 15 year old boy, and I have recently lost some weight, I was a fatty and now I'm not...my legs are still a bit fat, and my butt is really soft, I don't like it


so, bottom line is: what exercise should I do, how many times per week, to have regular legs and but


exercises for abs other than crunch would be good, also...
btw..I have j0 exercising supplies, and it has to be indoors, gym/jogging is not an option

tl dr: need some exercises for legs, but and abs
