If I'm trying to lose weight, is it better to eat before or after I work out?The latter seems like a good idea, but... not sure.

eating before will only drain energy.The stomach will be busy and thus reduce your strength.Also I read that after workout your body will absorb protein better for one hour.
If you work out before eating, your body eats the stored up fat in your body.If you work out after eating, your body eats the food it just ate.So you're gonna wanna eat after a workout.
