Lazy /fit/ lurker here with ambitions of epic fitness levels, the thing is.. I just don't have the motivation to get up and do it, once I'm actually exercising I'm fine, it's just the initial GET OFF UR LAZY ASS moment I need to fix. Post articles/books/pics/videos/ANYTHING that gave you motivation get up and get fit.

Have you tried a pre-workout supplement?

This shit gets me going every time. Winds me up so tight I have to go to the gym otherwise I'm pacing around my apartment for the next few hours. Plus, once you get into a good routine then you'll want to go to the gym.

Why should we make an effort to get you motivated? Do you think we will be here everyday to cheer you on? To tell you to push harder? Fuck no. The most motivation you need is a look in the mirror. If you can't make yourself do this by sheer will power then just give up and be a lazy fuck. If you truly wanted to be fit, then you wouldn't be here right now still reading this post.
