sled dragging best or bestest cardio-strength workout?

i vote bestest, did 20 minutes outside and had an average of 183HR with a peak of 193HR

and now my legs are rejecting my body

it's kind of hard to do lifting for 20 minutes straight, but it could be possible if you could rest briskly between sets

but if it had to be with dumbells it's gotta be the renegade man makers

Start with DB on your rack, push press over head, then back down, squat then put them on the ground, push up off them, lift each DB from ground in push up position each arm without moving your body position, then clean both the DB's and then push press again for 1 rep.
