I haven't eaten at all today and I've done 2 hours of cardio and a bunch of these other random exercises.

I'm losing 25lbs in 18 days, actually, I'm gonna probably die before I get there.

Do I need to be working hard to achieve my goal? I don't care how sick I get.

You don't need to work *that* hard. It's a matter of working hard, but also well within range of a healthy lifestyle. Not eating can lead to all kinds of problems (aka Manorexia if you are male). Yes, you need to work hard. If you keep up with this, the weight loss will slow down eventually and you will be left with a thin form of yourself, but minus the muscle (aka skinnyfat). This is EXTREMELY dangerous and unhealthy. We are not meant to go for long periods of time without food if we can help it, and in the world we live in now, we CAN help it. Don't be stupid. Just do it the right way.

be smart about it. eat several small meals a day, if you eat less often your body thinks it needs to store what little it gets as fat. metabolism, it's important.
