Hey /fit/... So, I'm down from 318 to 290, feeling fairly healthy but looking to lose the neckbeard...about to head to the gym, and an old crush calls me asking if I want to go get sloshed with her...

I ate Mexican food earlier today, I need to work out! Advice? Eat more oatz?
