I'm sick of being overweight, I need to lose the fat and get in shape within two months tops (with six pack and everything), I have free weights and a training mattress (training centers are ridiculously expensive) plus I work late so home training plans is preferable.

please I need good nutrition plans and workout plans that WORKS! And should I get other training equipment?

I'm 6.06" and 235.8 pounds btw

Hooooly shit OP...

I'm going to start by saying that what you're looking for is damn near impossible. Still... Here's the general scheme:

Calorie-burning supplements. Take them like fucking mad. Go to the maximum allowed and then exercise for about 2 hours per day. Run, then lift weights in the morning, do your shit, then run and lift weights again later that day. Repeat until you've lost the fat.

When you've lost the fat, stop the caloric burning supplements and load up on protein and other muscle-supplements. Tone down on cardio and focus on your core for the six pack and other weights. Do this 3 times a day if you can. Start eating more meat during this phase, but don't stop getting your necessary nutrients unless you don't actually care about health at all.

Good luck fatty. Only way to do it would be to use drugs (ephedrine, caffeine, clonidine, etc.) and a ketotic diet (e.g., under 15g of carbs a day). this is on top of daily, rigorous exercise. and a crash diet that's 1000 calories lower than maintenance.

after 8 weeks of that you might have a 6 pack.
