Alrighty, /fit/. Let's get to it. I've been meaning to lose weight for quite a while, but everytime I come to a board/research it, it's always discouraging when they discuss meals/exercise due to the fact that they're too broad. They'll normally just say "cardio is core" but... I dunno any good cardios. Same goes for the meals, I know jackshit about cooking, egg whites for breakfast? What? Could any of ya give me more specific tips? I'll really appreciate. Btw I'm 6'0 at 260. Halp me, /fit/. ;_;

quit the sugar and fat, don't eat them just in little amounts (1 coffee tablespoon of sugar a day maximum), leave the junk food, and start eating fruit, veggies, and protein (chicken and fish on the go).

For cardio start with swimming, and spinning you will loose weight in no time,(and I'm talking about fat, not muscle).

Good luck.

Hey,

For cardio you could do the usual like jogging or skipping (jumprope), cycling or even boxing. As for duration i'd suggest at least 20mins

As long as you're burning more energy than you're putting in (ie. eating) you'll lose weight

oh, hell sorry about that, cycling (spinning is the way we call cycling on a static bike here).
