How many calories, g. protein, and g. carbs are in a salmon filet with brown rice and aspargus. No oils, no sauces, just pure steamed. The filet is pretty large, maybe 1.75x a normal size, and 1.5 to 2 servings of rice.

I calculated off this site and ended up with just over 800 calories. Why did you get 1548? I did 3 half servings of salmon and 1.5 cups of rice.

I lied straight up and made it all up off the top of my head. Hope it helped though!

The first giveaway would be the 321g of carbs. WTF? What other than like eating bread by the loaf gives you that many carbs?

Is 800~ calories about right?

Not super accurate, but a damned useful resource. Especially if you eat boring normal stuff.

For Christ's sake. FUCK OFF.

This is easily answerable by GOOGLE and we don't know what type of salmon fillets you have (size, fatty?), what type of rice (varies widely, especially how you prepare it... did you steam the rice AND the fish, or all three or just two or what), and whatnot. STFU and learn to google you dumb mook.
