ABS /fit/how often do you work them?what workout plans consist?
I work them every other day using SQUATZ, deadlifts, overheadpress, etc
Train them like any other muscle. They need rest.Also remember that abs are worked through other various exercises as well.
Anyone got tips on how to work out lower abs?
Rectus? Damn near killed us.
I jsut remmbered this eltro shock thing that would trigger a msucle spasm whiel you watch TV and work out for you XD

the only muscle group i work every day.i do a circuit30 decline situps - 5 middle 5 left 5 right x2crunch machine at usually 130lbs 15-20 reps every set20 atomic crunches with a 25lb bar1min iso bridge with 45lb plate on my backrepeat about 5 times
3-4 times a week, while they are indeed like other muscles the majority of the time i have heard that they should be worked multiple times a week but don't ask me why
apart from deadlifts and front squats etc, ill do 2 x 10 - 15 decline crunch with a 25lb plate behind my head, twice a week on lower body days. im close to 15 on both, so ill put a 35lb plate behind my head
You'll get great abs just from doing squatz and deadliftz, but if you want some serious ab work just by itself, look up these exercises:- Janda sit-ups- L-sits- Dragon flags
