having to use a rack to setup for a deadlift
gotta make sure you dont do any extra work, dont 'accidently' a compound exercise while trying to do isolation.
same concept with curling 65lbs in the rack as well. why not leave the bar on the ground? "because i dont want to strain my back picking it up"
to the one guy who is going to say he shrugs 700lbs and he can ONLY do it in the rack because its over his deadlift and he gets caught at the top, so its 'sports specific,' fine. fuck you to every1 else
