Okay /fit/, I've been trying to loose weight recently (went from 8 stone 7 pounds to 8 stone), but now, even though I've been eating less calories than I use and Ive been exercising a lot more, I've stayed at 8 stone for a while now.
I haven't gained it either...

any suggestions why? or how I could shift this to lose more weight?

what kind of exercises do you do? the more muscle you have working, the more fat you will burn. try some exercises that engage your large muscle groups like your legs and back. check out stumptuous.com

I do about 10 minutes of jogging/running or 20 minutes of cycling.
25 minutes of football (soccer) and 10 minutes of different lunges and stretches.

That's not much at all... Increase the cardio to 1-2 hours a day at least. And do some light lifting to keep lean mass.

Since you're running and playing football, you might be building a little bit of muscle as well, which would cause you to weigh the same even with losing body fat. Also, make sure you aren't eating too few calories, as this will cause your body to horde onto what fat you have on you because it thinks its starving.

start running instead of jogging, you need to push yourself every time you train. you want to get faster, run further and burn more calories. The fitter you will get, the more calories you will burn when at rest

I'd count carbs instead of calories if I were you.
