Fuck I don't know how this happened.

My right side is very developed and strong, but my left side is the opposite.

Some of you might say omg wah wah everyone is like that deal with it.

You ever have a work out and the next day only one side is sore?

It's fucking irritating as a motherfucker and I'm rehabbing myself right now, creating a better mind muscle connection and doing very odd isolating exercises, do you know how dumb is feels to try to work only one side of your chest?

It's hard to even get my left side sore even doing that side for a while work out.

All the muscles in my left side including lat, delt, trap, tricep, forearm, bicep, legs are all smaller and weaker.
What does /fit/ think?

kind of in your situation though I haven't felt that way about it really

I went to a physical therapist who was like wow you have way too much pressure on one side, and said that lifting obviously was strengthening one side more than the other. i did some exercises and voila instantly got rid of some lower back pain i've had for 6 months(did deadlifts all the time because I thought i just had a weak ass lower back but that wasnt it at all)

so yea now I kind of have to balance everything out, give it 2-3 weeks to do so and then get back into lifting hard

If you're right handed then that one side will be stronger than the other side. Period. If you're left handed then I don't know WHAT THE FUCK is going on here.

Use dumbbells, adjust intensity so you train your right only as much as left. Deal. Happens to a lot more people than you would think.

fuck i have kinda the same thing as OP in my abs.One side has like 3 ridges of muscle and the other has 4 so i pretty much have a seven pack. All of my other muscles are pretty much in proportion. What the fuck do i do?

cept my left side is stronger, and im right handed / use my right side more

genetics i guess, looks proportionate though

I jack off with my left, but I am right handed. My left chest is smaller, nothing I do can get it to feel stretched or tense.
