hey /fit/. i'm sure this has been asked in the past, but what do you think of the P90X program?

I'm female and in decent shape (I eat healthy and work out three times a week), but would like to really change my body and commit completely to a healthy lifestyle. Currently I'm 122 pounds at 5' 7".

I think this program might be the right kick in the ass. Who here has tried it?

I'm currently doing p90x. I used to "think" I was in shape. Not only does this program work if you stick to it but it changes your whole outlook on fitness all together. As far as the diet goes, I don't even consider it. I'm a guy and since I do one dvd in the am and one at night, it doesnt matter how much I eat as long as I eat healthy... In other words I eat about 3200 calories a day but no fast food, no heavy salts, and a lot of it is fruit.

but I do follow the p90x "doubles" schedule religiously. I find the program overall to work great for me. I'm motivated until I hit the gym then I sort of lose it. With p90x there are other people in the video doing the same things you are and I hate losing so I always try to match or beat the people in the video. Btw pics were taken today directly after the chest and back workout dvd.
