I had modest gains, then stopped. It took 3 to six months for me to notice a difference, mainly with abdomen and pectorals. I was slight before, but I still have better arms than when I began, and it has been two years without working out. I had the Emo skinny body. If you work out and make some gains, you will "man out," and you won't be able to get the Emo skinny back. Fat will replace your lost muscle without effort. To get back to Emo skinny, you would have to go extreme on diet, plus lots of cardio-type (as opposed to lifting) exercise. At that point, I would say just get the muscle back instead of being wiry. I don't know what I'm talking about. Actually, I should be looking for porn. Excuse my distraction.
