I have a question, and I'm thinking that this would be the best place to ask it because I don't think it would be that accurate if I described my symptoms to google, and I don't like wemMD at all.

For the past couple days my body parts have been falling asleep a lot easier than they used to, even just sitting down makes my legs tingly, if i'm sitting in a chair with arms my arms will start to get tingly within a few minutes as well, and the same with my heels, if i'm propping my feet up on them.
I'm not an overly healthy guy, but in the past little while i've probably been more active that I was before it started happening. I'm male, about 5'11 and around 200 pounds :( Most of which being in my stomach. For the last month or so I've been going out for bike rides every few days, and somewhat lengthy ones as well, about an hour and a half round trip, and I've been snacking less, but this happens now, and it's really annoying. I'm not a doctor at all, but i think it might have to do with blood pressure. Any suggestions on what could be causing it and what i could do to make it go away?

Work out more to increase bloodflow. Also stop eating bacon grease.
