Alli Anonymous
Hello /fit/ I was looking to lose some weight the lazy way. I know I know. I'm fucking up in life.
But I hear Alli is pretty good, should I buy it and try it out?
My friend lost weight with it but she said she had mad diarrhea with it. But I'm guessing that's kinda apart of it and how she lost all that weight.Well if I take it I might walk everyday tops. What say you /fit/?

Every summer i use an Ephedrine/Caffeine stack for cutting. Has disadvantages, but gets the job done quick and dirty.

But, there is no magic pill. You still need to exercise and eat right. My stack just suppresses hunger and increases heart rate.

ephedra&caffeine is the absolute best supplements for weight loss, but it only increases your metabolic rate by 5%

in other words, if you want to be lazy, you will not lose weight, i promise

Well, if you wouldn't be embarrassed by your coworkers hearing the crunching sound of your diaper as you sit down to lunch with them, go on ahead!

I have had a lot of experience. I had the prescription of Xenical 120mg before it was available over the counter as Alli 60mg.

Orlistat works great for losing weight with a careful diet. It works great keeping weight off if you can't diet or exercise efficiently. However, word of warning. It is by far the most disgusting and unpleasant way to drop pounds. If you over eat while the drug is in your system...well...imagine pizza grease...lots and lots of bright orange, stinky, slick, oily, pizza grease. The other annoying side effects include gassy bloating & THUNDEROUS farts finishing with a lovely explosive oily orange diarrhea. Be careful if you gamble, you almost always lose. Of course that is only if you over eat or eat high fat foods with Alli.

Otherwise, if you are strict with a low-fat or no-fat diet & exercise while taking Alli you will not notice much of a change to you BM. It really speeds the weight loss process. I've lost a lot of weight with Alli.

basically what I said...

works great in conjunction with diet and exercise.

its all water weight loss? mayb i dunno

It's not water weight loss, it's undigested fat.
If you lose weight it will be due to reducing how much fat your body absorbs and how much you burn normally or with exercise.

Look up Orlistat on Wikipedia & Alli's website for diet tips while on Alli.

Reminds me of drugs like disulfiram. If you take it with alcohol, you get an instant hangover that's not only severe but lasts several times longer. So take a guess on what alcoholics who are prescribed the drug end up doing...they simply stop taking it :)
