HIIT: How many times a week?
I do it around 5 times a week. I hear that's a bit unnecessary though.
Everyday, and don't miss a single fucking session. This is how superhumans are made.
3 times a week (i.e., every other day, with a second day off at the end of the week).HIIT has the same effects as weight lifting and thus requires a similar type of rest period.

4 times a week. I've been making awesome gains lately and it kicks ass once you finally do.
OP here. I'm an ellypticalfag. I am fit enough to do sprinting HIIT but now I live downtown and it's impossible for me to get to a clear place where I can run
7 days a week, mainly because my body is used to cardio every day and its only 10 mins im doing atm. Building up to 15-20 min sessions before i switch it to 1 session a day, 4 times a week and doing weights inbetween.
I believe the question at hand here is: "how many times a week will bring you the most benefits? considering the workout and resting factors."
Well I just started doing HIIT today. I plan on starting off with twice a week. After 2-3 weeks I'll probably add in an extra day if I feel I can. But I'm going to take it slow.
I want to know this. i'm going for 5 a week. over or under training?

>>154565Over.HIIT is anaerobic and doing more than three a week isn't necessary. and won't get you anywhere any faster.
