How does it work?

Swings, snatches, clean and presses and Turkish getups is how it works. It's off center weight forces better form on these exercises than a dumbbell. If you had to have one item to work out with and couldn't choose a six hundred pound olympic weight lifting set, i'd choose this.

Fat is something easily removed though.

Even 50lbs of fat can be completely cut in under a year without losing much strength.

But strength and muscle size take YEARS to develop.
