I've always had trouble building the lower part of my forearm.I found an exercise that works well, not sure what it's called.basically, you hang from a bar or ledge in pullup position, and swing your body so that when you release from the bar you will be slightly above it and then catch the bar again and repeat as many times as you can.

just lift whatever your near max on deadlift is and hold it as long as you can - also farmers walk aka. take the bar and walk with it or fill wheelbarrow with sand bags and cruise around

Get three sheets of newspaper, fold them over repeatedly to get a thick, six inch wide strip. Wrap that around a bar tightly. Wrap that in duct tape. Cut straight across is and wrap the edges and bottom in duct tape too. Repeat with another three sheets of newspaper.Hold these in your hands when doing deadlifts, etc. They make your grip on the bar much wider and harder to hold.inb4kettlefags
