Hey /fit/ Mr. Brightside !!3s3qURLTOUK
Sup? First post in this forum. I've started chewing gum again recently to kill my apatite, as I find it hard to eat things with the taste of mint in my mouth and it's also good for my teeth, and also gives me fresh breath. I just need a fun way to exercise and I should be on the way to being buff.
Any suggestions?
Pic hopefully related - Muscles would be nice.

Haven't you ever watched Willy Wonka? Chewing gum constantly is very bad for your teeth.

Look into strength training. You know, that thing with the barbells and dumbbells and lifting? Also, if you're hungry, eat. Something healthy and low carb density, preferably. Have you heard of the 5 meals a day plan?

swimming laps is gold. I used to do it early in the morning so no one would see my fatness.

Smoking works better than gum.

It is? In my dentists they've even got posters saying you should chew gum in between meals. In fact, there's constantly adverts on TV about the gum I use beating plaque which is invisible, etc.

There's no-where to swim near here, unfortunately, the local pool was shut down because it was a health hazard.

I'll try weight lifting - My brother works in a body shop so I'll see if he can get hold of something for me. And no, I haven't heard of the 5 meals a day plan. I'll look it up.
