Often when I finish doing some aerobic stuff my body becomes really tense, especially my neck and jaw. It reminds me of how I feel when I eat too much salt. It's a sudden rush of tension and I can't make my muscles relax. What's up?

I felt this only once in the summer when I lost 50 lb via running. I felt like I was going to die or something. No idea what it is or why it is. Godspeed.

Muscle cramps. You need electrolytes badly.

* sodium (Na+)
* potassium (K+)
* chloride (Cl-)
* calcium (Ca2+)
* magnesium (Mg2+)
* bicarbonate (HCO3-)
* phosphate (PO42-)
* sulfate (SO42-)

The most common one people do not get enough of is potassium. Try eating a banana.
