Someone who is bench pressing 135lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets.. what can they expect to be benching in about 5 - 6 months? (also take into account this person is taking whey protein supplement and eating right)

If that's all you lift you're not going to get far. You have to increase your weight once your body gets used to 135lbs.

Yeah. See, the question he's asking is what someone will be able to lift 5-6 months down the road if they progress properly. Maybe you should try lifting Reading Comprehension x 10 x 4 times a day.

op here... yes, assuming all other shit is progessing aswell, all other muscle groups, ect.

i'm just curious as to what the benching weight would roughly be after this amount of time, any halp?
