1g/1LB Protein Per Day Anonymous
so, i understand this. that's fine. what i'd like to know is:

1g/1LB at my *ideal* weight? i see no reason to ingest protein for whatever fat im going to loose anyways...

so i wanna be 190 though am currently ~230. i should thus have 190g, amirite?

anyone know the reasoning here?

im sry br0, but if you're 120 as is, (unless your a teen who hasnt finished growing) you're not going to be able to make it to 200. you clearly dont have the genes for it.

it's 1g/lb of lean body mass. so if you're 230 @ ~30% bodyfat, that would be at least 160g of protein a day.

the more muscles you have, the easier it'll be for you to lose the fat.

good god, those numbers are way too high. it's 0.7-1.2g/kg, or up to 1.7g/kg for athletes.

one gram per pound...not kilogram. Half that and you'd still have more than enough for your body to cover all it's needs.
