easiest step, start by drinking all water. If you drink pop like I use to (Fuck yeah 8 Sunkist a day, yea I was bad) you will see the pounds go, and you will feel better without having to drink caffeine.

Then start running, just do 20-30 minutes a day, and start lifting.
