HIIT.High intensity interval training.What's your workout and has it helped you so far?I've got me 5 pounds to burn, gotta go from 137 to 132.
I used to run 1 minute on/1 minute off for intervals. That seemed to explode the fat off me. I only did that a couple times a week; did regular running the rest of the time.
I ain't see no results yet, dawg.
