Although I' not obese I think I could lose some weight...any tips?
I know...diet and workout, but I don't like gyms...nor working out alone :P

start with changing your diet.

this doesnt necessarily mean eating less or 'going on a diet'

it means ditching all the garbage you're currently eating - chocolate, cookies, desserts, treats, chips, soda, fast food - and replacing it with good food. wholewheat bread, oatmeal, veggies, fresh fruit, eggs, nuts, lentils, lean meat.

then......

not even this. people think that you have to eat shitty bland food to lose weight. you don't.

for instance, you can make a mini pizza with a whole wheat thomas's pizza pocket, prego spaghetti sauce, soy cheese shreds, and turkey pepperoni and get tons or protein, vitamins, and fiber for like 300 calories.

or you can get soy ice cream that has half the sugar and a quarter of the calories of regular ice cream.

there are plenty of all natural candies at whole foods that taste good and have considerably less sugar.

just be creative and read labels. no longer do you have to eat gag inducing shakes and bland raw veggies to eat healthy to lose or gain weight.
