What should I eat for breakfast just before a triathlon? Also, should I avoid or emphasise certain foods in the days leading up to the race? Thanks in advance.

It's half olympic distance, and it's in 8 days. Usually before a training ride I'll have a big bowl of fruit and a bowl of muesli. It probably doesn't even matter eh.. just eat food..
