I would talk to both a psychiatrist and a pastor. Though it's really a roll of the dice whether they'll be good ones or not.
Here's what helps me.
Exercise. I don't do too much, but keeping your body active does help your mind a surprising amount. Walk around for long periods of time, and look at stuff and notice the world.
Help others. Habitat for humanity, peace corps, some sort of volunteer organization. You'll meet other people, and help others.
Get a knife or gun (Never go into the woods unarmed. That's how people get eaten or bitten.), and go wander about in the woods as much as you can. Learn about stuff you can eat, about all the weird insects you find, all the crazy plants. Be wild. You are a machine right now. Learn to surive and thrive, not exist.
I've found the only thing that gives me purpose is having a relationship with God (in b4 christfag).
