So my goal is to have absolute strength over size (obviously im going to gain some size) but im not perfectly sure on how to do it, low reps high weight ? i was also wondering about food intake, i think i should just keep it 2000 calories a day, anyone add or critique to this /fit/izens?

Eat your bodyweight x 20 in calories to gain weight, or 500 above your regular calorie intake.
