/fit/, I just tried to do a mild HIIT, doing pushups, sit ups and some pull ups, and I feel like total shit. I didnt last even 5 minutes. Now I want to throw up.
So obviously, I'm too out of shape for this kind of stuff yet. What's something I could do that wont make me wanna throw up in just a few minutes or working out?

I'm 20, 5'7", 165lbs.

Is that from fatness or all muscle?

I'm mostly from fat :( I'm not all fat, but mostly.. I wanna loose weight, and then gain it back, but with pure muscle. Well my target is about 160lbs.
