Hey /fit/

I wanna put on like 15-20 pounds. Problem is, I can literally eat what I want, it doesn't change a thing. I'm currently about 6"0' and 160 pounds and in good shape.

I do a basic workout 3-4 times a week and an extensive boxing workout 1 time and at the moment, due to the stamina part of the training, I even lose a bit of weight even though I eat more than normal.

Now I was thinking of starting to eat a power bar a day for 1000 extra kcal until I reach the weight I'm looking for. Is that a good idea or is there anything I should know?

when you eat calories, they go somewhere. maybe they get burned for energy. maybe they get turned into muscle. maybe they turn into fat.

but they do NOT disappear. eat more faggot.

For real, OP, you are not fucking eating enough. I honestly don't care what you say, NO ONE has a metabolism fast enough so as to make them unable to gain weight.

EAT MORE

When I force myself to eat when I'm not hungry, wouldn't power bars be the most effective way?

What's the difference between power bars and eating an extra 3 McDonald's burgers a day?

I eat the same basic meals a severyone around me, even more than many.

I do eat healthy though, no candy, no cola etc. Not because i desperately try to be healthy, but I don't like it. So (see last comment) what's the difference between eating an extra 3 burgers a day and a power bar?

No, you just think that. You are overestimating what you eat.

Don't go for power bars or fast food. Just eat regular, healthy food. I'm assuming you want to gain muscle not fat. I suggest at least 1 gram of protein per pound a day. 160grams of protein a day for you. Also, DO SUM SQUATZ
