need advise from fellow mis/fit/s .
Im seeing random gains muscle wise but not seeing gains i want. I'm currently 5'10 175 lbs. I am trying to drop 10 lbs while improving my biceps. nether of which are happening

I have been doing stronglifts + 5X3bicep/tripcep curls for past 3 months 4 days a week. This has resulted very good strength gains. ie increasing squats from 125 to 255 in that time.

cardio method varies from swim,bike,run at least 1 hr.

drinking 1 gallon of water + a day.
have have been taking supplements (whey, omega3, vitamin c, multivitamin)

pretty strict diet as well. 1500 calories tops.

any ideas ?

I read this else where too. but not from a realiable source. any suggestions on upping my calorie intake ?
I eat alot of meat,chicken breast and fish already.

I also want to drop the 10lbs. eating more then 2,000 usually equals wieght gain.. which i would just do more cardio for.. but that defeats the purpose yes ?

stronger not necessary bigger. good definition. i dont need hypertrophy. ide like to to increase my max to 80. im currently maxing out at 65 for 1rpm. which i realize is more then the normal curlz4dagurlz bra does. however, i find it wierd that my bicep is barely visable compared to them. i would expect some definition instead of none.

How 'bout you fucking eat a boatload (fat and protein), and then fucking weight lift enough to "burn" it off?

How 'bout doing non-fucktard workouts?
How 'bout putting 100lbs on your bent over bar bell row?
How 'bout squatting 2x your bodyweight? (350lbs... to parallel...)

If you can do that, then your arms will also be big. If you cant do it, then you will be small and weak forever.
