Hey /fit/izens I need some help. I'm about 245 pounds and have plateud and won't lose anymore.

My routine is - monday / friday doing p90's plyo and wednesday doing yoga with saturday doing abs. Monday / friday after I do that workout I walk 2 miles yet I'm not losing anymore weight.

I'm not eating bad either, my eating is pretty much eggs,grapes in the morning with a turkey / cheese sandwitch for lunch and dinner is always something along the lines of fish,chicken,rice,veggies.

So why /fit/ , why am I still staying plateud???

I'm not doing much? Plyo is fairly tough imo. And no I don't live in any hilly areas I just sorta speed wak though but trust me I'd definitly go hiking if there were some nice mt's around me

Ya, I'll start jogging, I can jog for a good half-mile I'm not an unhealthy fatguy im actually very healthy for my weight. And the reason why I don't do squats is because my legs are fucking humongous from football in highschool as-is and they're something I'd actually like to slim down so I have more of a V-taper
