for a really long time now, i have always weighed the exact same 120, and i'm about 5' 10". I'm pretty damn scrawny especially my legs. the only coolish part of my body seem to be my abs, but thats about it. I come to ask for any advice on bulking up safely. not just fat for the sake of fat. Don't know if i'm providing enough information, but i'll reply with what i can and any advice is appreciated.

You're still growing for one. You probably have a thin, lean body type and one that doesn't pack slabs of muscle on for no reason. Go find stronglifts 5x5 program or ripptoe, the starting strength ebook, all that jazz. Increase your caloric intake with clean unprocessed foods and lots of meat when you start your training. Drink a lot of water.

thanks for the advice. Though one of my concerns is that i'm 20 going on 21, and i'm pretty sure I'm not growing any more. If theres any changes that need to be done, I'll have to take up the initiative to do so. good ideas for foods to eat would be great though. i'll look into the guides though.

Dont worry youre not gonna stay like that forever, around the time you hit 30 your metabolism will slow the fuck down and your cock won't work nearly as well. ED and a gut imminent. 21 will be your last meaningful birthday, sure at 25 you can rent a car and your insurance goes down, but it's all downhill after that.
