If it's like a muscle cramp or something be prepared to have it for about 3 days, it will get better over time, try not to force against it and put someting warm on it, wear a scarf if needed and dont move around too much...try to lie down in bed with your head, neck and shoulders in a position where you can't move around much and sleep it off, for the rest of the day (can't sleep all day now can you :P) stay the fuck inside, wind will only make it worse and it'll fuckin hurt like hell...ofcourse this is all asuming its cramp :P but sounds like it
