sit-ups, leg raises - cardio stuff you find in tapes...you should really consider joining a gym or something though. Also just making one meal a day substantially healthier (like having a salad for lunch instead of what you might normally have) and cutting out any sweets really helps. I recently lost my freshman 15 by simply altering my diet to low-fat and doing sit-ups every other day for about 10 minutes with breaks, occasionally I run and do other recreational stuff.
