Hey /fit/! I got a weight bench and weights last christmas. I've been doing this workout for the past 2 months roughly. I'm still new to this "health" stuff, so how is my workout?

Rate my workout, it goes like this: I do arm endurance(less weight, more reps/sets) workout on monday, leg endurance on tuesday, run two miles on weds, arm hypertrophy(more weight, less reps/sets) on thurs, leg hypertrophy on Friday. On Mon-Tue + Thurs-Fri I run a mile before I work out. Saturday and Sunday I rest.

Monday/Thursday: Arms/Upper Body - takes about 60-80 minutes

Flat Bench Press
overhead tricep extensions
inclined bench press
bent-over barbell rows
one arm rows
dumbbell flies
deltoid extensions
Standing barbell curls
dumbell curls
