Ok /fit/ im trying to gain weight but healthy weight if i can. I work out and go running but im still very petite. Would eating 2 large sausage rolls a day for a prolonged period of time as well as all my other meals be unhealthy. Only reason im asking this is they give good calories but they're 31g of fat each!pic not related lol.
Try picking up some protien suppliments and doing serious muscle-bulking exercises (the sort where you can only do 1-2 reps). That'll put on some muscle bulk really fast.
