ok so your dieting and lifting a few times a week. willpower is high. no cheating

diet is heavy on salads with protein shakes to help with the lifting recovery

how long does it take to see results cause its been about 3 weeks and nothing yet.

you need to eat more real food and healthy fat.

like meat and broccoli and fruit and fish and even a little whole grain here and there.

also, if you're just lifting, you should be eating to build muscle mass (since you cannot effectively build good mass and lose lots of fat at the same time)

Chocolate milk is horrible. HORRIBLE. Jammed full of artifical sugar.

Also, if that's your food for an entire week, you might not be eating enough. What's your typical day look like as far as food goes?

And are you trying to burn fat or gain muscle?
