that would be hard as hell to do for a long period of time but i guess doable for a month.
i think my diet is quite easy to deal with for the long run. sure i had to get rid of dairy (i still have my chocolate milk recovery drink until i find something better), grains, all sugary things but i feel 10x better and there's never a day where i miss that shit anyways.
i try to keep my carb intake under 100g but even that's hard sometimes, i mean 1 apple is 27g and my chocolate milk recovery drink is 36g haha, so on my training days 6 days out of the week i have to limit my carb intake to under 64g. not hard but i do eat at least a pound of broccoli/asparagus/cauliflower a day for the rest of the carbs. but some days i do eat a lot of fruit, oh well. today i marked at 58% fats, 22% protein, 20% carbs. mostly because i ate strawberries and an apple today
