I weighed 155 when I was in Iraq, and I was the team radio officer AND medic, almost carrying my bodyweight on mission. Trust me, if you dont HAVE to run AWAY FROM SOMETHING, you dont want to do weighted runs, you will fuck yourself up. If you do, you better have been marching for a few months with weight on to get your body acclimatized, and you better start with about 15-20lbs on your back.
