I know what you're talking about though, first time I tried 50kg it felt like a thousand elephants and when I managed it I was happy as hell. Next time I tried? No result. Don't drop yourself at all, just keep trying 50 till you get reps of it out, it'll happen quite fast. Just push yourself and soon 50kg will be nothin' but a peanut baby.
It could be mental, I know I have trouble cleaning heavier shit when I use large plates instead of multiple small ones, iunno I guess it just scares me, but it's more likely you didn't get enough rest. Eat a decent meal before you go next time, like an hour before, and have a decent drink and you'll be able to do it.
