guise, what should my diet be like if i want to be losing some weight? for the past month or so i've been eating a bowl of some type of cereal (cheerios, fiber one, or something like that) for breakfast, a small salad with no dressing for lunch, and a normal dinner (like fish, sausage, hamburger, or something) with salad. and that's it, no sugar, no snacks or anything. is this good or no?

Change cereal to oatmeal. Add a banana or some other fruit to your lunch, and cut out the hamburger, and sausage from dinners. Snack a bit during the day. Never eat processed meats. Don't drink soda. Go for walks.

Your slowing down your metabolism by eating so little, and the fatfuck american way of eating the biggest meal at night isn't helping. When I used to vacation in the Dominican Republic for two months I would always lose weight even though I ate much more and worse foods, all because their lunch is bigger but dinner is pathetic.
