Hey /fit/. What do you do for cardio?Typical fatass here, but working to get leaner. I'm decently strong enough, so I'm just focusing on cardio at the moment to burn calories. Since June, I dropped ~20 lbs with a much improved diet and some exercise. I swim occasionally (lap swimming), and I've taken up racquetball, which can get pretty intense, and golf. Don't laugh at golf, you walk a ton, carry heavy shit and sit under the sun for half the day. Not the best form of cardio, but better than sitting on my ass. I don't like jogging/running--hella boring, even if it is pretty effective.So my question is what do you do for cardio, or can you recommend me some activities more interesting than running around the neighborhood a couple of times?

Cycle cycle and more cycling.
