/fit/ here is my workout routine. I do this routine every two days.

I use the 100 push up program and apply it to my work outs...

So yesterday, I did this.

40 pushups
40 preachers x40lbs
40 squats no weight
7 wrist rolls x10lbs
40 military press x40lbs
80 crunches
30 bench press x70lbs
40 hammers x40lbs
40 tricep curls x40lbs

it is; it's a lot. im severly limited though...it's either endurance or not much...because i only have two 35 dumbells and 2 20 dumbells. the 35 would be good for all but bench, but i think on bench i would have to do endurance training just because 35 isn't enough to give me more strenghth.
