hey, /fit/. I need your help.
I am 5'2" and somewhere around 140-150 pounds.
I used to be 125, but I took medication that made me gain tons of weight.
A couple years ago I was in my prime and I looked great, felt great, etc.
But over time I've eaten a shitload more than I used to, taken weight gain inducing medication, and been diagnosed with diabetes.
I am also a vegan, so it's harder to find stuff to eat.
I have a problem with sticking to things. I can't follow diets unless they're incredibly strict or will give me exact information on what to eat every day.

tl;dr I'm a fatty help me. :<

look faggot, first thing stop making these excuses, I dont care if they're true or not, there are thin people out there in the same position as you. EAT LESS. EXCERCISE. being vegan should mean you get no calories from meat and whatever else you dont eat. a vegan diet should be low cal. EAT LESS.
