Mine right now has to be scrambled egg on toast, not very exciting I know but in my opinion it's the best breakfast in the world...

Ingredients: 2-3 eggs, tablespoon or so of milk, knob of butter, handful of spinach or baby spinach, toast...

Firstly crack your eggs into a measuring jug or something, add a splash of milk (around a tablespoon per 2 eggs) and whisk with a fork until you have a smooth yellowish mixture.

Then put your saucepan onto a medium heat with a small knob of butter in it, as the butter melts spread it around the pan, when it starts to bubble, pour the egg in.

Now put your toast in. Also have your handful of spinach on the side.

Return to the egg, and stir it frequently with a wooden spoon to make sure it doesn't burn, as you see large lumps forming in it tear your handful of spinach into it, don't worry about the size of the spinach, it will shrink as it cooks.

Keep cooking the egg until it looks done, or if you're not sure what to look for, until there is basically no liquid left in the pan, but onto buttered toast and voila... delicious, nutritious and easy as hell. I usually have a few raw tomatoes on the side as well, for the best egg you should take it off the heat just before it's cooked, and it will finish cooking on the plate.

I really like to eat cabbage ^^ Boil some water, put some chopped cabbage (1 small head of cabbage) into the water for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile take 2 ounces of corned beef, chop it up into tiny pieces, put it in a cast iron skillet. Drain the cabbage well and add it into the skillet (dont cook it for too long, just so its slightly soft), add salt and pepper and stir fry it for 5 minutes or something, then eat it.

Corned beef is of course not healthy but you only have to use a very very small amount in order to season an entire head of cabbage. And nothing seems to go with the flavor of cabbage quite as well. Although it is pretty good just by itself with salt and pepper prepared in the same way, or with a small pat of butter.
