I have fat thighs for a man and I also have a round butt which is weird because I'm pretty skinny everywhere else. If I lost any more weight people would start calling me anorexic (5'10" 145 pounds) but I still look fat because of that area.

This annoys me a lot since I end with a slightly girly body instead of being V-shaped. What can I do about this? It seems that my fat collects in my lower body like a girl.

Are there specific routines to make me more proportioned? Right now I do low weight and high reps for the legs and high weight and low reps everywhere else but it doesn't seem to be very effective since I changed very little.

I'm in the same boat as you, OP. I have a skinny, toned upper body, but my thighs and ass have been slightly chubby my whole life. I also have pretty wide hips for a guy, which doesn't help.

What you should do is work your legs and glutes. Get a routine. A month ago my chubby legs were just chub, but I've been working them twice a week plus running, and they're getting nice and hard. Even if there's still fat over the muscle, it feels better than only fat.

people's bodys store fat differently than one another.

When you stop being fat, you'll most likely become well proportioned. You're not going to lose inches off your chest or midsection if all your fat is on your legs/hips. Just keep working at it.

My hips have narrowed since I've been cutting. My legs are thinner too. Thing is, our bodies store fat the way they want to and there's nothing we can do about that.

What we can do is just keep losing fat. When there isn't any to lose on your upper body you will lose it on your lower body. At least that's my experience so far.
