I need some help...or advice...

I cant seem to get smaller with actuall weight...but I am getting smaller and smaller every day.

Example : Ive dropped 2 pant sizes in the past 3weeks...

Since december ive gone from a 72 waist to a 48/50 ( now ) ...in the 9 months Ive been working out to drop weight...but yet...I am still at 350.

The weight doesnt ever go up or down...its perma at 350.

Yes I do a lot of lifting, but I also do HIIT as well as lots of walking. I change my setup when its needed...I eat right, I have no medical reason as to why I cant drop weight.

Even my doctor is puzzled...

How tall and how old are you?

Also, at 350, you're either not doing HIIT correctly or you're not doing HIIT correctly. With that weight, HIIT shouldn't be possible. You should just stick to brisk walking or swimming if you don't have a problem with public humiliation (like I do). Maybe bicycling if you can do it. I'm not too sure on the weight staying the same. It could be the muscle and fat theories above, but then again, it's pretty farfetched that the weight hasn't moved at all; especially with all the pant size decreases. Well, good luck with your goals.
