I think its pathetic that we have to specificy that by pullup you mean a complete range of motion. Pullup should mean a full fucking pullup

I'm at 12 right now if I've had plenty of rest before hand. If I do it multiple times over the day I'm usually between 8 and 10
i can only do 1 haha. I just started trying to do them not too long ago. Any recommendations for getting better at them, or should i just keep doing 1 rep til I can do more?

anyone who kips makes me laugh. whats the fucking point if your cheating your muscles out of the exercise?i dont max out with pull-ups, but i start off my "pulling" muscle workouts with 8 sets of 10.
