hiit Anonymous
I think I have been doing a hiit work out for awhile and not even realise it...or I am horridly off.

I do the following on a bike or elyptical :

5 mins resistance 5
5 mins resistance 10
5 mins resistance 15
5 mins resistance 5
repeat....

I do this for about 45mins....should I go longer?
Mind you this is generally after doing a super set of whatever I am supposed to work out that day...

say if its back, 3-5 back exercises 20 reps each at a medium weight.

An elliptical workout for 45 minutes at almost any resistance will lose you weight, doing a steady incline/decline like you have there at least every other day, you should stop dropping weight fast. Also make sure your diet is good to go, maybe drink some protein shakes with WATER, NOT MILK! Milk will make you gain weight, protein shakes with water can be used as a meal replacement during mid-day. Don't eat fast food shit, cut back on bread and pasta, also stay away from peanuts.

Word! So I am doing everything right...awesometown!!! ( damn ZT still has me saying that )

I need to work on diet more...but I dont drink milk or eat nuts...food allergies for the lose. :(

Cant eat pastas either...allergic to wheats.

So yeah I am stoked!! :D doing it right! BOOH YAH!!!
