Please help I think my shoulders fucked up.
When I start lifting it begins to sort of 'pulse' and it feels like its tightening with each pulse. This starts to hurt more and more as time goes on. Sometimes I can get relief if I stretch it perfectly but other times this will make it worse. Occasionally it will feel like it cracks a few times and then it will feel really bad. If I had to guess I'd say it travels across the 'joint capsule' in this pic.

I think it might be messed up from when I used to play a lot of tennis. Please help! Thank you for your time!

There are so many things that can go wrong with your shoulder. We really can't diagnose you over the nets.
Only thing sensible is to see a specialist.

Holy shit, I can see through your skin to your bones and shit.

Fuck man, get that looked at.

Yeah I guess this thread was a stupid idea. It's just that it seems pretty minor and I don't have health insurance so I was hoping I could find a potential fix online.
I was hoping it would be something obvious like rotator cuff which is common enough that someone could just chime in and tell me that was it.
I guess I'll just stop lifting :/

Good luck with your fitness!

Sounds like it's probably a rotator cuff.
Don't take my word for it though definitely see a doctor before you try to fix anything yourself.

you should try to do some workouts for your rotater cuffs. i had the same problem

Rotator cuff, almost certain. Exact same thing happened to me.

DONT PUSH YOURSELF- if it hurts, lay off it or it will only get WAY worse and you will have a way longer rehab period. see a doctor

Anyone on here know where I can find a good guide for rotator cuff rehab?

ya dude
definitely rotator cuff dont bother going to a doc
those exercises will work just pick the ones that feel better
the pain might get a little worse at first but it will be gone in a month as long as you dont reaggrivate it elsewhere
