hi /fit/, i'm constipated. please fix this quickly because it's fucking uncomfortable.

Laxatives are naturally the most effective solution, but I wouldn't advise them unless the problem's becoming a serious issue.

I find coffee causes me to crap after 3 hours, if you don't want to take something as extreme as tablets, but this doesn't work for everyone.

But for a long term solution, eat more fibre. That means oat cereals, prunes, plums, broccoli and carrots.

also, can being constipated cause you to gain weight? i'm normally 104.5 lbs. but now i'm 108.5 and i haven't changed my eating habits at all. i guess it seems sort of logical...
