People, please learn to shrug correctly.
It makes me feel guilty to not stop you in the execution of your exercises to teach you proper form, because i'm a shy boy.
Backwards rolling or circular rolling of the shoulders may cause shoulder problems, while reducing your trap muscle gains.
Proper form is simply lifting your shoulders upwards.
This is just a friendly reminder, because it hurts me to see people using dangerous forms. There's also Bent-over Rows with a cat back, but that will be for a next time.
