I've noticed for quite a while certain parts of my body having moments where it jitters or twitches. I don't work out. Now the twitching does not hurt me or hinder me in anyway, but it's kind of annoying and it takes a good five minutes for it to stop.
1. What is wrong with my body. Is it a nerve or muscle problem? Is it a problem at all?

My friend with benefits has recently started to swallow my cum(which makes me want to marry her for some reason. Psychological maybe?).
2. What I want to know is when ejaculate is digested, does it leave the body as urine or feces?

2. No, it never leaves the body. It just builds up.

Could be b12 deficiency symptom or a bunch of other things. Do you consume laughing gas? Than it's probably a lack of vitamin b12, if not, maybe you should visit a doc.

The contents of urine passes through the bloodsteam to get to your kidneys.

The contents of feces don't enter the bloodstream at all.

I have twitching too.
~1 in 10 days.
for ~2 minutes at a time, and maybe ~ 5 times on a bad day.
I assume that's within normal range.

I would guess swallowed semen, probably are mostly digested and absorbed into the blood and excreted mostly through urine.
If you could to track the water molecules, amino-acid molecules, and other nutrient molecules, I would guess a significant number of those molecules are assimilated into your friend's living cells, where they will stay for some time... days/months maybe.
