Hey /fit/.I am trying to lose weight for my summer holiday in around 2 months and was looking for an exercise and diet plan to help me out.I am about 6ft 2in and around 13 stone, some of which im sure is muscle.I have joined the local gym so equipment is no issue.Can anybody help anon?Thanks.

2 months is not enough time to show and appreaciable change in body composition.give yourself a year
