Im seriously thinking about juicing/roiding, my pecs are pissing me off-they look good after ive done bench/flies (the "pump") but then a few hours later they go back to looking shit. Ive been failing reps lately aswell and i havnt changed a thing in my routine,Ive only been lifting a year but my attention has been on my pecs 60% of the time.Anyone help? will dem squatz help release dur testosterone?Pic unrelated
