Posted a while back about an injury sustained in my wrist and elbow. The elbow isnt so bad anymore but my wrist fucking KILLS!!Its mostly felt when I put load on a twisted wrist (bi cep stuff). It kills for a bit then the pain goes away. Comes back when I do it again.I am tired of this because the pain has been keeping me out of the gym. Sucks.Pic related. Me half way through a fitness bet. Went from being 150lbs to 195lbs in 3 months.
