S'up /fit/.Last week I started jogging for an hour or two every other day to start to work out the kinks of 3 years sitting at my computer and eventually return to some decent fitness.Anyway. I stopped on Thursday, because my back hurt a little. Figured it was due to lack of stretching, dismissed it and figured I'd rest it off.Now after a few more days it's not good. I can't really run or jump otherwise my chest will come down hard and cause some pretty bad pain. Not enough to be able to push through at any rate. I doubt it's chronic. Just due to lack of stretching/the sudden-ness of my fitness regime (hah, yeah).Anyway, has anyone had problems like this before, and how long did it take to go away? Did it recur afterwards?Thanks in advance.
What part of your back hurts? And what is that again about your chest?
