Hey /fit/, I've always wondered if fapping has an impact on my lifting. Thinking back I had my best weight loss and strength gains when I was living on campus and had a roommate who played WoW all day and never leaving the room so I had no chance to fap.So, I think I'm going to try to give up fapping for a while and see if there is a noticeable impact. I fap A LOT as is, 3-5+ times a day I'd guess, mostly because of lack of anything to do all day. I expect if there is are any negative effects on my performance at the gym from fapping, then I'll be sure to see a difference. I'll post my findings if there is any interest
after shooting your stuff, the body releases hormones that make you relaxso obviously, if you dont fap you get a better workout, since you have more energy
