Don't get organic, it's a scam and a waste of money, just get regular fruits and vegetables.
Pound for pound, grains, fruits, vegetables, and storebought meat are cheaper than any fast food you can get. Find a cheap grain like barley, corn, wheat, rice, oatmeal (one of the easier options), etc that you can tolerate well enough, and try to have some with every meal, or mix it with other stuff, it'll help fill you up cheaply without making you gag.
Peanut butter sandwiches are a very cheap poor man's food. It's very filling, portable, quick, cheap, and tastes decent (just make sure you have water to wash it down lol). Get some multivitamins, because it's hard to eat in a balanced way when you're eating cheap.
It is bizarre, but it really is hard to beat the dollar menu when it comes to getting the most for your money (believe me, I've done the math). But once you start crunching the numbers, you'll find some tricks to eat decently for next to nothing, at least on par with dollar menu food/money ratio that's much better for you.
AZ tea has almost as much sugar as soda, by the way. Just make your own tea.
