Krav maga was fierce last Tuesday. Dropped down to my arms to do press-ups, got up to knee and elbow the pad and then dropped down to do sit-ups, rinse and repeat for around ten minutes with various modifications. I felt alright after coming home, but Wednesday morning I realized something is horribly wrong.I can't extend my arms without intense pain. Can't clasp my hands together around my back, can't reach for things, curling my wrist makes the entire length of my arm ache.Should I see a doctor or will this pass? This is day two, just woke up; the pain is worse than yesterday.Picture mildly related.
you're fine. stretch as much as you can, get plenty of protein and give yourself a few days to recover.
