sup fit, over the summer i lost 20 lbs, and put me at 180. im back at skool, and i am wondering how am i going to keep it off besides going to the gym. Over the summer i had to jobs and was active alot. at skool, it hard to stay active when i have to study alot...any tips??

develope an active lifestyle whilst your at school. Join a sports club there. Or just go to the gym.

fair enough, but there's a big difference between eating for maintenance and eating to lose weight, you won't be dieting for the rest of your life so you can relax a bit and eat what you need to sustain yourself whilst having a sedentary life (though obviously having a sedentary life isn't recommended)

Go to the gym 3 days a week for 90 minutes. It's not that fucking hard. I go to UC Berkeley, and am assigned ~500 pages of reading, and mountains of statistics problem sets a week, not to mention how much writing is asked of me. I usually wake up at 7am, and get to the gym at 7:30 and workout until 9. You can easily fit this into your schedule.
