What are some good exercises to do at home that does not make you HUGE. I want to stay healthy but I also don't want muscles bulging out of me.

be very careful. As others have said, it's extremely easy and quick to get too huge. If that happens, there's no way out--you'll be disgustingly huge forever.

What you need is SQUAATZ OP, with some heavy weight and 3 sets of 10-12reps you cant go wrong. Increase the weight every other week or so.
They will help you get healthy and toned, with a nice lean look.
