Hey /fit/
Long story short, i wana gain some muscle. Tired of being an average looking motherfucker. Now im not looking for anything that will build up muscle right away. Doesnt matter if it takes more time and effort. Now ive narrowed down to either swimming about 3 to 4 times a week in an olympic pool OR going to the gym about 2 times a week. Wich do you think would work out better for me?

Swimming is good, no-impact cardio. Gym (depending on what you plan on doing) is for muscle.

Combine the two.
