Do fat people at swimming pools bother you? Or do you think it's good they're trying to fix themselves? Or do you just phase them out as if they weren't there?

what the hell are you talking about

fat people don't bother me.
It's the children and old farts that's piss in the pool.
And they don't wash either. Ugh.

too many hot lifeguards to be disturbed by fat or old people

I really hate people who swim and know what they're doing.

If those niggers can be that dedicated, why can't they come in early the morning when I'm not there?

But no, fat people don't bother me, especially since they're undertaking one of the hardest cardio labours there are, and they probably understand how good it is for their joints, which shows they care enough to do some research.

I have kinda a related question, to get the most out of say 45 minutes of swimming how should you alternate strokes? Let's say the length is 25 yards or meters.

No, men have always had a better shake at being fat anyway, which is a good thing.

Fat women just aren't loved. Chubby women you can argue, but fatties, just no.

I like fat people at the gym. They're working to improve themselves, and as catty as it sounds they make me feel better about myself.

Well, considering I'm fat myself? No it doesn't bother me at all. I'm just curious on what kind of swimming you should do for light exercise, at least to start out? what kind of strokes, how long, etc? I already know that the general rule of thumb for most cardio when you're starting out is 30 minutes of increased heart rate.

For keeping my heart rate steady it seems that doing nothing but freestyle at a moderate pace does well for me.

People going there to NOT swim bother me more. I know that water has some relaxing effect on us but...

Guys, I have a problem. I'm tall, 6'4" and want to gain weight, numerous sources have quoted me at the 4000 calorie/day mark but how the hell do I get that much?

I figured that I could eat 10 frozen beefburgers and still need roughly 2800 calories that day...

same for me, I generally do somewhere between 2 and 2.5 km in roughly an hour.

Though I havn't been for a couple of weeks now due to exams.

I think the fatasses like me win this thread.
