hey /fit/. from february to april, I lost a lot of weight and look not so bad with clothes on. But, I want to look good without clothes on as well. I believe I went from just fat-fat to skinny fat. I don't really have a gut, just a little belly that feels flabby, and very tiny tits. So yeah, skinny fat now. I should note that I believe I turned like this because all I did was cardio, but I don't mind it for now. But like I said, I want to look good now after deconstructing a lot. So, how do I accomplish this at home? I was thinking about torrenting P90X because I've heard it's good, but it's like over 50 gb, and I really wouldn't feel like doing all the work to get it started that way, and I'm sure as hell not paying for it. What can you tell me? I'd like to ideally look like one of those guys who wasn't fat, just normal, but got a pretty nice body after using P90X.
