It's going to make you more flexible, but not help you lose fat, because that's what you really want, to lol tone. You need to be burning fat if you want to lose your pouch and lovehandles. Toning and spot reduction is a lie. How your body loses fat is like a lake of water. If you dip a bucket into it, the bucket isn't going to leave a hole in that spot, it's going to make the whole lake go down slowly.
How to lose fat? That means eating less and doing some sort of cardio. And it's going to take a little longer than 10-15 minutes a day.
