When I wanted to gain weight a while ago, I went to Burgerking everyday and got probably 3000 calories just for one meal in fish sandwiches, fries, and desserts (as funny as this sounds, I actually drank diet coke because I can't stand the taste of normal coke, but carbonated drinks help me eat stuff). But, I'd always be in the bathroom about 5 minutes after I was done eating, from what I assumed was all the grease just sliding down my insides and coming out. I didn't gain any weight, and I was consuming like 10000 calories a day.
Then I started to try eating clean. For example, I'd eat like three cups of oats, two bananas, and whole wheat toast and eggs for breakfast. I drank whole fat milk, lots of whole chicken, shitloads of nuts, fruit, and all this shit. I was probably eating 6000 calories a day. And guess what? After two months, I put on five pounds. And the cool part was that it wasn't all fat.
