Dear /fit/,

How do I start a running regimen? I _hate_ running, but the more I look at it, the more the benefits are starting to outweigh my laziness.

Start with walking. You don't want to jump right into something a strenuous as running if you're out of shape.

Figured I'd ask in this thread; I'm headed back to the gym tomorrow, haven't been in about 4 months. I was in really good shape, now, not quite as much. I'm 6'0 and weigh 145 lbs (girl), so how long should I run for in my first few weeks back?/how many days a week should I run?
