I really want to do some push-ups / upper body stuff, but I hear constant, horrible crackling in my wrists and elbows.lifting weights also kills my wrists (very carpal-tunnel like where my fingers hurt to bend). It is unacceptable because I work with computer code for a living.any ideas/thoughts?
heard some bullshit about cod-liver oil / fish oil solving this.total bullshit, didn't work for me.
perhaps more milk to strengthen bones and maybe do some lighter wrist strengthening exercisers which will increase tendon size and strength, just a thought, hope it helps...
