Thats a warm up/aerobic partial half ass baby exercise.
Seriously, go get some free weights, do some BURPEES, SQUATZ, DEADLIFTS, and take in 2800+ calories/6 meals everyday. Also, pick up a cool new hobby like boxing, grappling, karate, yoga, soccer, football, track, etc.
Go to exrx.net and look up specific exercises for muscles you want to build up while doing compound & Olympic lifts. Quickly, get off /fit/ and do some shit.
