Ok brah's, so I've lost about 8-9cm off my waist and around 3.5kg in 12 or so weeks.
My calorie intake is around 2200 a day, I do HITT around 3-4 times a week and the same for weights (usually around 15-20 minutes of resistance and 25-30 minutes of HITT).
However these last few weeks I haven't seen anymore weight loss or stomach loss.

What's happened? Has my body gotten used to my routine, what should I change?

Squatz are good for the stomach.

There are different types of squats, like below:
Deep, super deep, jump squats and total body squats.

But don't fuck up your knee. The minute you feel pain, STOP and don't start again for awhile. Fucking up your knee can be a life long injury.

Thanks, I might do half ones to start, don't want to screw up the knees. That exercise looks like it can really screw your knees if not done properly.
