Hardcore DOMS. Since you just jumped right into a workout that your body wasn't familiar with, this is the result. Really, you should have done a full body workout for the first month or so. Just working out your main muscle groups with one exercise each (Squats, deadlift, bench, shoulderpress, pullups, etc) The real major lifts and pushes. Even with just one excercise (3 sets 5reps) I guarentee you would feel it the next day if you're just getting back in.
You'll probably feel it for about 4-7+ days now. Just stretch gradually and throughout the day. REST PLENTY! SLEEP will really help. Heat the area and don't try to use it again until the pain subsides a bit. If all else fails go see a doctor, but if you can still move it then it's probably not serious.
