Alright, this has been posted countless times before, i'm sure, but i'd like a little help. I've vowed to lose weight this year while at Uni, but my biggest problem is the meals I cook. Typically, i'll have a bowl of cornflakes for breakfast, a sandwich or similar for lunch and for dinner something like pasta (spag bol, tuna salad etc.), fried rice/stir fry noodles (cooked myself), chicken and rice etc. However I can't imagine that stuff is good for me, so i'm here asking suggestions on what I should replace any of my meals with to ease my weight loss.

tl;dr - What healthy meals do you guys eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner?

The classical option for breakfast are oats (oatmeal), fruits or just some biscuits with milk. (Important is that you never skip your breakfast)
For dinner I enjoy having skinless chicken breast with/or just brown rice (In many opinions better than white rice).
For dinner I usually have a tuna sandwich, or if there are leftovers from the lunch I do them.
I have my protein shakes around an hour after my workout, and at non workout/ normal cardio (running and rope-jumping) I have them 1-1,30 hours after exercising.

Bump. My main concern what to eat for dinner. I'm not particularly good at cooking, and i'm no good at creating recipes, so suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
