Help, /fit/

I'm 5'10" and 160lb, but I look like I'm at least 40 pounds overweight. I have a saggy, flabby gut, disproportionately large man tits to the rest of my body, etc.

I'm within a healthy weight according to every BMI chart, and yes I know every body is unique and BMI charts shouldn't be taken all that seriously, but you would think I wouldn't look as obese as I do considering my height and weight.

My fear is that it may be partly an assload of extra skin, because over the last several months I've lost over 50 pounds. (Was 215lb)

What is /fit/'s opinion? Perhaps I just don't hold my weight well and just need to be patient and keep losing weight like I have been, and eventually I'll look normal, or am I fucked without plastic surgery?

Slow down with the weight loss. in fact, if you're within the healthy range, fuck weight loss, work on losing fat and gaining muscle. Your skin will smooth over as you're doing this.

What's your actual body fat percentage? BMI is worthless.

Yay, I'm a 24 now. I still have a good amount of fat left though, unless it's just extra skin from the amount of fat I've lost.
