Is it possible to lose 50 lbs in one month, yes of course not eating that and don't school me on how its not healthy... but is it possible?
>> Anonymous
Nope. Even if you starved yourself it's impossible.

no, possibly 30lb's. But that's pushing it.

NB: you're loosing weight, not fat. Weight includes water and muscle.

Start to work out again + cut back 500 calories a day, make sure you're eating protein rich low fat foods (and fewer carbs).

That way you'll have enough energy to maintain your weight loss.

Since you're not a newbie to this, it should be easier for you then most that are newcomers?

Do you still have those medical issues? Fix your diet and start running

See this is what I don't understand, my diet consit of basically raw food diet, plus a LOT of lean protein... I prolly am the healthiest teenager ever to walk this earth [diet wise] [17] No junk no crap.. nothing like that... Drink a lot of water.. yet I found myself to gain so much weight... There is something wrong with my colon, I have tummy ulcers.. [a lot of other stuff] Im sure that didnt make me gain all that weight but I have no idea what did..

I'm similar.

Find it pretty impossible to loose weight despite the fact that I exercise more and eat healthier/less than most of my friends.

Life isn't fair.
Imagine what you would look like if you weren't eating and doing what you were doing.

Just don't start to let yourself go, or you'll find yourself posted in a chubby thread on /b/.

Here's something to try it will only work if you have a good training/exercise routine.

Alternate between high and low carb consumption during the week ie carb rotation.

During the training day eat significantly more carbs than average. During off days eat half as much. Lets say you eat 150 grams of carbs as required that's ~600 cals. You alternate between 160 and 100 or less It's a good way to increase muscle and perhaps decrease fat mass. It also keeps metabolism in check. The numbers are different for everyone and you need to find your correct BMR (Calories) then divide them into carbs/protein/fats.
