See the thing is I'm not just a fucking lazy kid. I'm really driven in a lot of other areas, but I am results-driven. If I feel like the results are obtainable then I'll go all out if necessary, I'm not just some basement dweller.
That aside, what I need to help get myself off my ass is: How to make the most of my time at the gym, a good idea of what I should be eating before/after workouts, how often should I work out, etc... the more empowered I feel, and the less I feel like gym=go and lift random weights for half an hour, the more likely I will follow a routine and get my shit together.
I know some of my requests are vague, but hell I worked out 3 times a week last summer, but it was more recreational then, now when I think about going to the gym before/after work I just get that "ughh" feeling.
