hey /fit/ what the hell is wrong with my elbow
lately when im lifting weights the joint in my elbow suddenly begins hurt but only when i go into high weights.
is the joint rubbing or something or am i getting arthritis or some shit in my elbow

also i've given it time to rest but it doesnt seem to go away if i ignore it i can perform exactly as normal...

ive got the same thing but my small inside bone moves abit and hurts slighty, it kinda pops in and out during pushups

tendonitis. I had that. the more you exercise the worse it will get. I got it and still have it but it's almost gone. cure, in order of how good they are:
-physiotherapist (physical therapist in the USA), who will massage and give ultrasound
-ice. super important but sounds lame
-light exercise. like, triceps exercise with 5 pounds of weight.

it will get worse, drop the heavy weights and get treatment for a month.

Could be tendonitis, it's pretty common, or you could have just pulled your tendon. Give it another few days and then seek treatment.

Guess you'll be doing a lot of squats from now on...
