Hi op, some days/weeks ago I was like you. I could run, had lost weight but could only perform 4 push-ups. I found the one hundred push-ups page and started it. Now I am much better at it but I know push-ups can only take me so far.. (just end of week 4, will make the exhaustion test in 10 minutes, manager to do 112 push-ups yesterday but in 5 reps).
