hey /fit/, what's your current supplementation? I have finally got a stack I'm really comfortable with

Concentrated Fish oil: 3 capsules 2x a day
A Multi-V: Just as a safety, i take ON's Multi Men
Greens+: capsule form, 6 of them 2x a day
ON whey: one shake PWO
ON Casein: One shake before bed
ON waxy-maize starch: For the PWO shake

I used to take upwards of 20 supps a day and spent hundreds a month, but I feel really solid with what I have going now.
