Alright /fit/, hopefully you can help me a bit.

For the best few days, I've been running 2-4 miles every day at a pretty decent speed. I've also been cutting calories and replacing parts of my diet with more protein and carbs with whole grains.

How long will it take for me to start seeing changes in my weight/body? Is plain cardio + calorie reduction a good way of losing fat?

Don't lower the calories too much, you'll screw up your metabolism.
