So I try to get enough water to drink each day, but I after a couple of mugs, I feel sick. Is this cos my stomach's been stretched or what? Or is my water supply dodgy?

What are you drinking? Sewage?

Carry a bottle of water all the time. Sip off of it throughout the day.

Are you spreading out your water throughout the day?

you're not supposed to drink it all at once

I end up drinking a liter at once when I'm really tired. Or 500ml in a go if i'm feeling alright.

Working out will get you to drink loads of water though.

And check if the water you're drinking is ok.

1)Buy a water filter.
2)Carry around the largest bottle you're comfortable with
3)Drink anytime you think you're thirsty
4)Drink *first* anytime you think you might be hungry (a lot of people can confuse the two, seriously)
5)DON'T Drink if it's uncomfortable
5)???
6)Profit

not advising anyone to do this but I challenge myself to drink as much as possible as fast as possible current record is 2 and a bit litres.

Thanks for advice. I think it may make me feel queasy when I haven't eaten for while.
