i'm 21, 6'3", 13.6 stone (190.4lbs), i'm a bigish person, but people always look at me as a lanky guy, even tho my arms are bigger than most peoples, it just i look tall and skinny.

here's my routine:

Day 1 - Chest,
Incline Dumbell Press x 2
Incline Fly x 2
Flat Dumbell Press x 2
Flat Fly x 2
Declined Dumbell Press x 2
Decline Dembell Fly x 2

Make sure your getting enough protein. I'd suggest getting optimum whey protein if you arent taking anything from what i remember its 1.5gram's of protein per pound of your weight.

I used to work out and take protein shake and creatine, and worked out for about 6-7 weeks again, but again, didnt improve,
i'll start taking them again, and keep on going,

Someone mentioned to me that you have to build the balancing muscles first, then your main muscles start to grow. Could it be that i haven't got to that stage yet?

where's the lower body stuff :\

are you skipping days? no lower body?

I'm no pro but you're doing too much in one day. I usually do 4, at most 5 difference exercises. I either do 5x5 or 8x3.

I lift as much as I can untill I physically can't lift it anymore, then decrease the weight until I've done all the sets, otherwise I feel like I haven't worked hard enough.

As for legs, I'll start working on them.

i haven't skipped a day since starting

1. Rest more.
2. Eat more.

Natural ectomorph. You are going to have to work twice as hard as, say, someone like me or an endomorph if you want good results.

haven't skipped a day?

lifting 101, give your body time to recover, unless you're fucking wolverine

You might be doing a lot but shit all for reps. I'd suggest a smaller variety but more repetitions. Also you mentioned you have bigger arms than most people, however it doesn't seem so. You do know average bicep size is at 14 inches right?

You really must be new here. Buy starting strength and learn it.
