Question: I am currently take in around 75g of protein a day. My mother, whom was a personal trainer back in the 90's, told me I should me around 1g for every pound. I don't mind knuckling down with my food, and eating the correct amount, however, I weigh 165. Seems like a lot for me to be taking. The only supplement I use when I go to the GYM is N.O. explode. My cycle ends in about a month. I'm not over weight in anyway, I just want more def in my chest and back. I am 5'9 by the way. Suggestions to diet, or different weight training would be great. My plan is the gym every other day, and run every day im not in the gym. I only do upper body in the gym. I do: vertical, incline, horizontal bench (from 135-185). Deltoids pull @ 125X12X2 Burnout at 100. assorted free weight curls and pulls between 50-100. Burnout pull ups burnout sit ups. and several forearm curls.

Just drink some milk or whey protein before and after your workout and youll be fine, fuck all this heavily organised shit people do, your not the guvnor so you dont need too much.
