Ok, well
1. Don't drink whole bottles of merlot. 1, to 2 glasses per week.
2. Eat clean protein ONLY. Chicken, fish, very lean beef, egg whites with some whole eggs, etc.
3.COMPLEX CARBS. If its sugary, has high fructose corn syrup, or refined carbs, (aka-white bread, beer, regular pasta, etc.) DO NOT EAT. You want whole grains only. Complex carbs. The only time you need any sugar is right after you work out.
4. Eat 5-6 meals a day, spaced about 3 hours apart. Eat your last meal no later than one hour before you go to bed.
5.Seems like you're working out hard, keep that up. ou might even actually need less volume. But the more muscle you build, the better you will look, and it will be easier to lose fat. Really, you burn more calories.
6. Check out THE ABS DIET, muscleandfitness.com, fitness books, etc. Learn this shit. Learn as much as you can.
