I've been thinking about getting some Under Armour for running outside. I've never really run outside before, but I find machines indoors to be utterly boring and running outside just seems way more interesting (aside from the fact that it's just plain better for you). I'm not exactly up to the level of fitness required for HIIT (goddamn skinnyfat who just quit smoking), so that's why I'm going for the rather low-intensity cardio at the moment. How warm, exactly, is Under Armour? I'm a college student and don't really have that much money to drop.

It's actually a weeaboo. Much more frightening. It's on my hard drive as a warning to stay away from faggots.

a hybrid of a weeaboo and a raver.

Round my parts we call these guys scene kids. Weeaboo works too though.
Anyway, to answer your question, Under Armor is very warm stuff.

Yes, it works.. sort of.

You have to be physically active for it to really be effective, wearing them around the house on a cold day won't do shit. Personally, all I feel you really need for running on cold days is a a hat and gloves, preferably one that covers your ears well. Then just add layers, and some good socks.

You have to buy different types of under armour depending on the climate, cold gear/heat gear, seems kinda gimmicky to me though.

it works better than you'd imagine. i hate bulky layers, and i shiver like a chihuahua in the winter since i'm naturally a cold-natured person. under armor is the perfect solution. if your planning this jogging habit in the dead of winter, i'd suggest the kind you can buy with the normal stretchy outside, and a thin fleece lining on the inside. works a little too well sometimes (i sweat in the fleece one if i'm just indoors).

I ran in cold gear underarmor, running shorts and t-shirt for several winters thus far, shits straight baller. Recommend headband for ears.

Underarmo(u)r does a great job of keeping you warm, I've found that the turf gear does a good job and isn't as thick as cold gear if that's a problem. Make sure it fits you, because the whole idea behind them is that they need to form fit you.

scene kids don't look anything like that

It's wannabe decora.

Not having much money either I find that sweat pants and a sweat shirt worn under my normal summer clothes work really well. If the wind picks up it does tend to go through the cotton though.

Where the fuck do you live, Alaska? Under armor is not for distance running. Headband, shorts, long sleeve tee regular shoes and socks, windbreaker optional for wet weather.

I run in 5-10F degre weather and this is what I put on

Polartec cap (really light)
100g Merino Wool Long Sleeve Shirt (50-60 Dollars)
200g Polartec Powerstretch Fleece (80-100 Dollars)
100g Polartec Powerstretch Long Underwear (70-100 Dollars)
Running Shorts

by the time I'm done i'm drenched in sweat

I know powerstretch is suppose to be next-to-skin but I like the feel of merino wool better
