/fit/, how long does it take to see noticable changes? I dunno how much I'm overweight by (5'3.5" (inb4underageb&) and 167-168 right now), but I've come down from 196 since early February and lose a more healthy 2-3 lb since the early larger amounts I lost. Anyway, I want to continue to lose weight until I'm around 140, though it'll be hard. But yeah, will I not notice much changes until I lose more weight? My stomach has gotten a little smaller, but I don't feel that my thighs or neck area have gotten any smaller.

Most progress is so gradual that you won't notice much unless you compare photos.

But you can notice weight loss easily by stepping on a scale- keep at it for another month, and if you're doing it right, you should notice a big improvement.

Sounds good. My mother does say that my thighs have decreased in size a little (though I see it pretty big when it's on my chair and flat, but she says that it's probably lose skinning coming). But others have also said my stomach has gone in a little, which is great.

Thanks for the comment though, my spirits have been lifted a bit. Nothing is greater than the feeling of losing fat and getting into cool clothes...

I go by how my clothes fit. After bulking, I was going hard on cardio and didn't notice much after a few weeks. Another few weeks go by, and I notice that I have to notch my belt one rung tighter, and lo and behold I lost about 5 lbs.

This is given you wear clothes that fit you though.
