So. I want to start running/jogging whatever. I don't have much endurance at the moment. and I'm wondering what's the best goal to go for.

Should I try to pace myself to run a certain distance every day, should I try to pace myself to run for a certain amount of time every day, or should I just run until I can't possibly run anymore?

which is the best way to get myself in shape quickly? I'm not overweight at all, I just don't have much endurance built up and I would like to get in better shape.

Don't bother with the effort, you're going to die one day no matter what.

Unless you're training for an event (e.g. a 5 or 10k, marathon, whatever), then the most important thing is just running for a long time (at least 30 mins). Your cardiovascular system will get a chance to develop because it's elevated for a long period, and that's really what you want.

I think this should work ok right?
distance before speed, also don't start at week 1 if it's too easy

Thanks for the advice. How exactly should I perform these compared to normal squats?
