Thoughts <(^-^)>
Ok, I have had inginial hernia for awhile. I think, over time it has lead to me not using my ab muscles for awhile. After looking into it I believe it showed that the actual hernia doesn't travel throught the abdominal wall. (correct if wrong)
Would sucking in my stomach regularly aid in strengthening the abdominal wall (I recently started doing sit-ups)? I want my stomach to be pulled in more, not just less fat around it but actually for the muscle wall to not be so stretched out.
Tips? Ideas?
Tl;dr: weakened stomach from hernia, any tips?

You have hernia, you must have surgery, end of story.
I was lucky that I had it when I was 3-4.. I wore some medieval thing that would push it back. And when I was 5-6 the gap closed and I hav no problems now.
But a hernia after that age... there's no way but surgery.

Just do it man, it's not dangerous and after that you won't have problems again.

>>359192and>>359221the testies has a sack and I am sure you heard of "balls dropping" during those years where a boy goes through life changes.. Well the balls are in a tube and that tube has a barrier that breaks occasionally. Sometimes (usually) it is intestinial loop that goes through it. Pretty much I got an intestine loop that droops into my nutsack. (If ever a nickname was made for me based on it, I would hope it involves a cool name like Daddy-fat-sack)

Except for umbilical hernias in babies, hernias don't just go away on their own — you NEED TO HAVE SURGERY.

Over time, your hernia may become larger and more painful, and in some cases, a piece of the intestine could become trapped (this is known as incarceration). In a true surgical emergency, the blood supply could be cut off to the incarcerated intestine (this is known as strangulation). This situation is painful and dangerous because it can cause infection and may cause the strangulated tissue to die, so it's important to call your doctor.
