Hey /fit/, skinny guy here. At the moment, I'm 6'2 and 141 pounds. I'm trying to gain weight/ muscle mass. What is a good meal plan for me?

Also, I'm working out about 4-5 days a week along with about 20-30 minutes of running/swimming 4-5 days. Should I cut down on the cardio?

30 mins cardio won't harm you. Good warm up.
Eat more, eat more protein, and work your muscles with weights.
