explain. how would lifting weights have affected the elasticity of my SKIN, which is based on things like collagen?
the only thing muscle training will do is cause muscle growth, which will fill out my skin with girth from the muscles. it will look nicer, but maybe i dont want to be bigger and look muscled.
the reason i have a loose skin on my stomach is because i carried a lot of fat there for many years, and the skin became stretched out to hold it. its like stretching out a pair of jeans...once its stretched from a size 32 to a size 34, it aint going back to 32 without the help of a tailor (surgeon for skin) or a belt (temporary fix, which in terms of my skin would be covering it up with clothes).
i dont think youre qualified to talk about it unless youve gone through it. youve probably just been skinny your entire life and you think its a simple concept, but i know the reality of it :|
