HALP /fit/.

Ok, I'm a guy, and all excess fat in my body is in my thighs. It makes me pretty insecure, and I can never seem to lose it. I tried jogging, didn't work.

I've been dieting (clean carbs in the morning, lots of protein, low sugar calories and sat. fat, high protein lunch and dinner). I do crunches and push-ups every night, on a related note, and will probably start jogging again once it gets warmer.

Nothing seems to be working. The rest of my body seems to lose and gain fat normally.

WHAT SHOULD I DO.

Eat less. Work out more. Spot reducing does not exist.

See that's what I'm saying, I do work out, and have tried several different workouts. I have no doubt that if I continue what I'm doing now, perhaps a little more strctly, that eventually it will go away.

I'm just wondering if there are any very effective workouts that target the thighs specifically. I've heard squats work well, confirm/deny?
