Ok /fit/, I'm working out at home and have no bench. I have a barbell and I'm doing like in the picture except holding onto the barbell on the floor instead og hands on ground. At the moment I'm putting a 10kg plate in a schoolbag on my back.

Good substitute for bench press when combined with dips between two chairs?

Sometimes put the dumbells on the floor parallel to each other so I can use a neutral palms facing grip. This lets you get nice and low, really good ROM.

Any thoughts? Good alternatives or GTFO and buy a bench?
