I am looking into starting to do squats, because I want to improve my posture and build some muscle (I'm also doing cardio/eating healthier and less).Are there any ways to do these at home? I have access to a gym but I still don't really know what I'm doing and don't want to embarrass myself.How heavy should the weight be when I am just starting out?
