you are making this waaay less complicated than it should be.
1)leg extensions, wtf? Unless you are going to compete soon, get rid of that worthless shit 2) If you can't add weight, dont. 3) I do squats and deadlifts in one session, shit takes 30 mins MAX. I'm 5'11 195lbs. In 3 months i got my squat from a 1 rep max of like 155 to a 5 rep max of 275. All i did was alternate between front/back squats lol.
