Some advice on how to get in shape Anonymous
Hello there /fit/ I'm a regular nerd that's a little bit chubby (not enough that it's visible with clothes
and I'm thinking of losing a few pounds by jogging.
My question is, when should I jog?
right after I wake up, before I eat breakfast?
right after I wake up, after I eat breakfast?
Before dinner?
after dinner?

first thing is good, it does set you up for the day

devote 30 mins maybe, and take breaks by walking if you cant man the full duration at first

then stretch, then warm shower, then eat oats

thanks for the input, I guess I should've been clearer in my question, is there any difference in fat burning if I run before or after a meal?

jog in the morning, before breakfast. you burn fat faster that way because your body needs to get into your fat reserves for energy instead of the carbs you've just eaten. same goes for running after other meals. best to wait about 2 hours after eating before hard exercise. your body devotes huge amounts of energy to digestion after eating so working out straight after a meal is going to make you sick.
