Altight whenever I do shoulders, triceps, back, legs, chest they're all sore the next day but even though I'm pushing them just as hard my biceps are never sore afterwards. Why is that?
>> Anonymous
maybe because your biceps are more developed than the rest of those muscles, but my biceps never hurt either.

Same with me, even when I just started going to the gym, all my body was sore the next day, and only the biceps weren't.

soreness does not equal growth. your biceps probably have better lactic acid removal systems for whatever reason.

Maybe they recover faster ?

lactic acid

and soreness doesn't mean a good workout, actually lactic acid is counter-productive on muscle grow.

OP here
I get the results I'm looking for. I was just wondering why some muscles get sore and some don't.

Because some muscles don't get worked constantly. Your biceps, for example, are always doing something, but your triceps aren't doing nearly as much. Rather, they don't usually deal with as much resistance when they work.
