so I did 8 laps in 21 minutes 15 seconds...

I can run 3 laps in 5 minutes 30 seconds... How am I doing?

you should run 7 minute miles if you're healthy at all. you're slow. learn to run, or gtfo. I run 8 laps in 15 minutes and i dont even train for it

Work on your legs some more before you start timing. Do shorter faster sprints to build strength and dont worry about bulking for now. Just worry about smaller gains, as you dont sound like you have much muscle to speak of right now.
