Can you lose body fat if you do not do cardio, I was just wondering, I do do cardio, I usually run 2-3 miles before every workout, I was wondering so I don't have to get my self pissed off If I do not do my cardio. Pic not related.

It's not necessary, but it burns a lot more calories than lifting weights.

Lifting weights and increasing strength causes your muscles to devour more calories and a hard of lifting workout will also increase your cardiovascular capabilities as well.
