I weighed myself this morning. 142. 3lb gain in 4 days.
Also, another question. Since I work out daily, I push myself to the point where I can no longer complete the exercise with good form. However, when the next day rolls around I am not sore, and am ready for more the next night. Am I just lucky to recover quickly, or am I somehow not pushing myself hard enough?
