What the hell, /fit/? I did my leg workout yesterday, which of course included SQUATZ. What I wonder is why I could only do 5x5 at 185 lbs on my SQUATZ while I did 5x5 at 530 on my leg press.Should there really be THAT much of a difference between the two?
One is a standing vertical lift, the other is a 45 degree press....think about it
squatz are a lot harder and work different muscles.
