So /fit/, I'm going to be sent into basic training soon for the army. What are some good things to start working on in preparation for it?I've already started running a couple miles a day, soon to be running more once my lazy ass is used to it. Also some weight lifting.
all you need to do isrun 2 miles in less than 16 minutesdo at least 42 pushupsdo at least 50 situpsif you're running a couple miles a day I don't think you'll have a problem with anything.
