if you can do 10 sets of 10 reps then you should add weight.

3 sets of 10 reps. if you can do that even, not enough weight.

it should be like.
do 10
barely do 9
barely do 7/8
while AIMING for a 10/10/10

Depends on what you are shooting for.

If you are shooting for big muscles then thats is fucking retarded. Do more like 6 reps 4 sets of 85% of your max lift.
