I normally do work sets in the area of 3x10 of 275. I'm not focusing on gaining too much strength, but rather using squats to help lose some body fat as part of a total body work out.

Guy was doing very fast, light squats.
So then, knowing my body and what I'm capable of, decided to go a bit heavier than normal at 315. I'm comfortable squatting 225 with very little warmup, then moving right to 275 and going from there.
So if you were being sarcastic - don't worry, brah, I know my body and what I can do.
