I wouldn't really do more than six or eight reps in a set, even that's on the high side. I'll usually do 5x5 for a few weeks, and switch it up to 3x6 or something in that area, and over a week or two work down to either 3x2 or max.
There's no hard and fast rule, but you don't want to go high on the reps. These are supposed to be very high stress, explosive movements.
