So I run 5 days a week cross country at various speeds and distances each day. In the evening I do upper body but it's not very organized. I hit a punching bag some days, use a resistance band other days, or use some dumbells, or do pushups. Mostly I need mass because I'm only 150 lbs. Doing rows with the resistance bands seems to be helping the most. Any suggestions for upper body mass gaining that hits lots and lots of muscles? Can I get some core specific exercise into there too?
