Hey /fit/, this is my routine that I have been doing every day or so since feb 1st, will this get me tone with visible back / torso muscles by june 24th?

30 minutes of inclined cardio on a tredmill
3x15 pushups
3x30 situps
3x5 pullups (these are intertwined with pushups)

0 fast food and soda

i'm 6'0 165 lb with 15 % body fat.

double your numbers, same reps...

do the pushups all to failure. same with the pullups. Do assorted stomach stuff to hit all the different parts (obliques especially) till you want to die. then you're good.

if you are doing the same routine everyday you are going to fatigue your muscles and not see any results. Dont work the same muscle group more than twice a week

Try something like squats, lunges, calf raises, and running up stairs on say Monday, then on Wednesday push ups, pull ups, dips. Feel free to do ab work each day, make sure to do different kinds of ab work and not just sit ups.

try getting some weights, even if its just milk jugs with water so you can do some better exercises

okay that is bullshit, the muscles will not get fatigued if anything they will build up. i did a routine similar to his without weights and it worked fine.

I dont think /fit/ is the place for a internet pissing contest, but you do not know what you are talking about. There is a reason why workout routines consist of splits. Overtraining, have you heard of it. Do some research into the very fundamentals of weight lifting and body building. Eventually doing all of those shitty pushups daily will lead to overtraining.

I've found myself with the mentality of cardio being a bad thing. What I believe is a lot better is to preform anaerobic training
i.e - Warm up for 5 minutes
{Sprint for 1 Minute}
{Run for 2 minutes} treat those as rounds and preform about 3-5 times depending on your abilities
and then cool down for another 5

I find that this keeps my metabolism up and going letting me burn off more calories then aerobic runs.
