Im 17, 6" and 6 months ago I decided to lose 50 pounds, with success. I just went on the treadmill for 3 kms everyday and it just vanished, with no extra skin or anything which I feared. To give you an idea of how skinny I am, you can count my ribs.Anyways, to get muscle I've been running 2 kms with a 6 reps of curling weights in between every .5 km and I'm drinking protein shakes after my workout, usually takes 20 mins but I am beat after it. I'll do crunches right before I go to bed, with no set number, just stop when I can't breathe anymore. Is this a good strategy for bigger biceps and abs?
Crunches until you cant breathe...dumb idea. You want high intensity, with short period. When lifting try for 5 sets of 8-10 reps, when you reach 12 reps, increase the weight by 5 pounds.
you're doing it all wrong, OP.
Post cock, please.
ROFL I showed my mom your pic and she was like "that guy lost 50 pounds? He needs to gain a few back."
Damn, you are such a fucking twink, OP.
>>64566So does cardio halt all mass building or is it simply effort that you should be using on weights? Sorry about the beginners question. BTW not OP
too much cardio/not eating/no fat on body = body breaks down muscles for energy
