Stop drinking it every day. Follow a real diet and allow yourself one cheat meal per week - have a hamburger and some fries with a Sprite. Do this and you'll be fine.
Make sure you have a lot of chicken, fish (grilled, not breaded and fried,) whole grains, vegetables, and a few fruits in your diet. Cut out crap that's loaded with calories and bad carbs like pizza and fries.
Plan your meals ahead.
Walk/run at least an hour a day and do exercises to strengthen and maintain lean muscle, like lifting weights with less weight and more reps, or if a gym is unavailable to you, isometrics would be a great alternative.
I went from 250 down to 175 in a years time by doing this. If you're like me, you won't even look fat anymore after the first five months. You'll look "average," more than likely. Building that lean muscle really improves your physical appearance -- another reason why it should be essential to any workout regimen.
Best of luck to you.
