i worked out today in the morning in school (in b4 underage b&) but it wasn't very hard at all. maybe a 4/10 workout.

Eating right before sleep is a great way to bulk up, since there is no significant physical activity, and the majority of the calories are stored as fat. It's a sumo technique.

Eating before bed = more calorie stored as fat is a very stupid old myth that's been disproven countless times.

If you're trying to bulk, chicken is great but nuts can be a good and bad. They have decent protein and high calories, so they are good for overall bulking, but not too much as they are very high in fats as well.
