/fit/,

Even though I'm underage B&, I have a question to ask. I am going to be taking the SATs in two weeks and I need advice to be alert and awake during the test. Last time I did it, I had no sleep because I was skiing until midnight before the test. What does /fit/ suggest I do/eat in preparation for the test?

I typically go to bed late and wake up early, leaving me only 6 hours of sleep. But I hear changing your sleeping habits could only make you more restless during your sleep, so you are more tired during the test.

As for breakfast, I usually eat a bowl of sugary cereal, will changing this be better, or worse for me, because my body is not used to it.

I also run 6 days a week if that has anything to do with it.

Dur hur. Go to bed earlier.

Eat a big breakfast. Toast, Eggs, Bacon, maybe even some potatoes, have a glass of orange juice...What kind of question is this? God damn.

SATs are easy as shit. As long as you bubble right and don't make a faggot out of yourself in the essay you'll do fine.

As far as preparations, just go to bed early, get up early, and keep hydrated.
