sup /fit/, the other day while I was doing pushups on my 3rd set I had some really bad back pain and like an idiot i continued to do about 3 more until the last pretty much collapsed me in pain

and for the past 2-3 days I've been in pretty bad back pain, so was that either bad form and putting pressure on the back/tightening it too much or is this normal?

also what are some good back exercises to start working on asap once my back heals?

id like to put that as a top priority, i'm guessing agonizing back pain after a tad bit of bad form pushups means my lower back muscles are complete shit
