Ok /fit/ on my rest days I do crunches and pushups so I don't feel like I'm completely wasting my time, but I have a problem.With push ups I get a raging head ache after maybe 10, no other exercise does this to me, any idea what could cause this? I'd say it's dehydration or something with my diet but it is only push ups.
lots of blood rushing to your head probably.
Any way to fix this or just stop doing pushups?
