I've been thinking more and more about my health lately (more importantly, my sex drive is depleting).
I've been doing a bunch of things around the house (medicine ball exercises, the Royal Court; hindu squats/pushups, etc.), but I need to run. I'm going to give HIIT a try, but I need running shoes.

I was wondering, though, should I get straight running shoes? Or cross-trainers?
