So guys I'm fat and trying to lose weight. 6'1, 275lbs.

Diet:

Breakfast - Muffin + orange juice
Dinner - 2 chicken breast + noodles

This is about 1200 calories, its all I eat. I know that shits probably not healthy but I want to drop as much weight as I can ASAP. Also, I do sit ups nightly, cant go walking/to the gym because I have no car and live in a shitty neighborhood.

Tips/suggestions? Not a troll btw.

Don't eat two meals a day.

Space your meals out. If you keep your body constantly in activity, digesting and metabolizing, then you'll burn up a lot more of your fat and fuel.

Instead of having the chicken breast and noodles at dinner, try having it like this:

8 AM: Breakfast

12 PM: Chicken breast

4 PM: Another chicken breast

8 PM: Noodles

12 AM: Apple or fruit or something, then go to sleep

Your diet sounds like shit, and who eats the same thing everyday?

Game plan:
-Eat as many fruits and veggies as you like but be careful of the calories in dips and dressings.

-Eat at least three meals a day, with healthy snacks in between.

-Lean meats are good but be careful of your portions. 2 chicken breasts for one meal is one too many.

-Drink lots of water, all the time.

-Do burpees/jump rope for exercise.

-Walk when you can. (take the stairs etc.)

OK, so looking over all this I was thinking maybe this would be better?

Lunch - ham and cheese sandwhich or salad on some days

Apple/Banana as a snack throughout the day
+ drinking water throughout the day

I dont like eating the same thing every day, but theres really not a whole lot of food I like to eat to begin with, so I dont have much choice. Broccoli is about the only vegetable I like to eat, so I figure on some days I can substitute that with the noodles.

Lets say I follow this exact diet every day, never cheating, etc, how much weight do you think I would lose a week/month? I'm basically just trying to lose as much fat as fast as I can, no exact date, but I'm hoping to maybe be in decent shape by Septemberish? I dont know.

After thinking about this a bit more, "decent" shape by September probably isn't gonna happen. Maybe november?

I'm 19 btw, if that makes a difference. I use to be ~340lbs but dropped down to 245 in about 18 months I think (low carb diet, cant stand it any more), then stopped caring what I ate and now I'm back to 275.

muffin - A fucking cake, which means full of sugar and chocolate and every other possible no-no junk. You can't eat fucking cakes and expect fat loss.

orange juice - You probably drink juices from the store filled with carbs.

ham - fatty meat, aids etc.

cheese - rich with fat, since you're eating a shitload of carbs too, it's gonna head right to your fat storage.

sandwich - white bread = mega fail

noodles - fucking filled with carbs

banana - insulin provoking, will make you even fatter and shittier

This mixed with your shitty workout will make sure you don't lose a gram of fat. To answer your question, you'll have the same body in September, with maybe minimal, invisible muscle underneath the thick layer of fat.

take that chicken breast spice it with pepper and a non salt seasoning, cut it up, get some feta cheese, throw it on a salad.
