The classical option for breakfast are oats (oatmeal), fruits or just some biscuits with milk. (Important is that you never skip your breakfast) For dinner I enjoy having skinless chicken breast with/or just brown rice (In many opinions better than white rice). For dinner I usually have a tuna sandwich, or if there are leftovers from the lunch I do them. I have my protein shakes around an hour after my workout, and at non workout/ normal cardio (running and rope-jumping) I have them 1-1,30 hours after exercising.
