Alright, /fit/, I come to you on bended knee.

I've pissed away the first fifth of my life doing fuckall and eating cheese puffs. I'd almost surrendered myself as a dried-up, cholesterol-clogged, bitter shell of a man, but recently I've found reason to want to be better. I want to bring myself up out of the gutters. I don't know if you cover healthy diets at all or not, but if anyone's got some spare advice on that don't hold back.

No, mostly, I come to you for an exercise plan. If you need to know my starting point, I'm about 5' 4", 120lbs. I'm weak, no real muscle whatsoever, I'm frustrated with my expanding stomach and ever-flabbier arms.

Too emotional;don't care: An exercise plan for everything from head to toe. Not looking for bulk, but strength/endurance would be ideal.
