/fit/, I need some help.

I'm about 4'11 and presently 38.5 pounds. Friday, I am to be processed into the US Air Force. I need to get down to 36 by then.

I've done some light work outs, practically starved myself (the most I've had is 4 saltine crackers w/peanut butter) and have taken two water pills over the course of three days.

Basically, I'm on a crash diet. I need to lose those extra pounds by Friday. What can I do to shed those?

you can easily lose that much from water weight. drink a shitload of water until wednesday. from wed-fri stop drinking water and instead drink smallish amounts of concentrated alcohol (everclear) and/or glycerol (30ml-ish/day). on thursday night have a hotass bath containing 400g epsom salts and stay in as long as you can. the alcohol/glycerol will draw water to it and you'll piss it out, the bath will make you sweat a ton. you can easily make it down to <136.
