Hi guys, I got this program from a friend with a series of reps (like ex. 1 5x5, ex. 2 5x5, etc). How do I go about doing this? Do I "exhaust" an exercise before moving on to the next, or do I go through one set of exercise 1, then 2, and so on?

Say, push-ups for exercise 1, sit-ups for exercise 2... do I exhaust myself with push-ups before doing sit-ups (only resting for a set time between each set), or do I do 5 push, 5 sit, 5 push, 5 sit, and so on till I've done 5 reps of each (thinking that it's 5x5)?
