Hey /fit/ did I eat to much today?

I had...

meal 1, Turkey and oatmeal

meal 2, piece of whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter

meal 3, turkey and blueberries

meal 4, whole wheat pasta with PLAIN tomato sauce with green onions and tomatoes


How many calories do you think this is? And was it TOO much.. I think so but whatever and I is female.

I think my metabolism is really messed up because I used to not eat a lot... so im cutting calories. Weight loss does equal... burn more than what you put in.

you eat a pretty decent amount of food. more than enough to keep you alive, that's for sure.
