If doing SQUATZ releases alot of testosterone and other good bits into your system, does it make sense to do them on the first day of your workout routine?

pic ALWAYS related.

Do them every day of your workout routine.

and do bodyweight squats or light front squats or light overheard squats on the days off of your routine. or just squat into a hip stretch.

basically, here's the schedule:

Sunday: SQUATZ
Monday: SQUATZ
Tuesday: SQUATZ
Wednesday: SQUATZ
Thursday: SQUATZ
Friday: SQUATZ
Saturday: SQUATZ

Squatz don't "release alot of testosterone". Testosterone isn't fucking fuel- it's a hormone that influences your body over a long period of time.

Getting into bar fights and smashing heads in raises your testosterone levels- any activity that makes your body think "Oh fuck, OVERDRIVE MODE" helps.

It doesn't make sense to do squats everyday, either, since your muscles need 24-36 hours to heal.

yeah, you don't want to walk or run on a day you aren't working ou~!@#~!@#$ you fucking retard.

keep the blood flowing with light weight. do tabatas. stretch. heavy squats on heavy squat days - but the motion is good for anything, as you know from all of your experience squatting onto your dad's dick.
