Hello /fit/
Im trying to lose some body fat.
mostly the ones around my ab' area.
How.

No such thing as spot reduction. You have to lose fat ALL OVER your body, you can't do it in just one place.

Cut out your refined sugars and saturated fats and start running

OP here, alright, I have to lose bodyfat everywhere. Anyone else got any ideas?

Run, or swim, and keep it up until you look like some anorexic model.

More importantly than refined sugar and sat fats (although that's important), cut calories. You won't get anywhere if you don't cut calories.

OP here:

I missed health class
Define unrefined Sugars and Sat Fats

Refined sugars is processed sugar, the crystally stuff you put in your caek when baking.

Sat fat, or saturated fats, are the unhealthy kind of fats you shouldn't be eating too much of. Saturated fats are found in most dairy products and animal fats. So milk, beef, cheese etc eat in moderation.

More importantly avoid TRANS fats. You can tell a product has this if it says "hydrogenated" on it, as in it's man-made. That shit is fucking poison. You're better off eating butter with sat fats than eating hydrigenated margarine. Trans fats are illegal in some countries in Europe now. (I think Denmark).

Good (polyunsaturated, monounsaturated) fats: Found in most vegetable oils like olive oil, flax seed oil.
Fish like salmon is great! Full of Omega-3 and omega-6 (good monosaturated fats).

Better off with the veggie sub if you're just wanting to get rid of fat.

That doesn't mean however you shouldn't be eating your meats.

well considering that sandwich is less than 400 calories i'd say that it's a pretty decent lunch/dinner option
