my starting point is 5'11, 175 pounds, and 17 years of age.

my goal is basically to look good and be healthy. i just want there to be something when i biceps, i dont really care about losing fat. just being ripped

is it possible to do this with just a set of dumbells? if not, what is the best i can get with just a set of dumbells?
