Fresh is obviously best. I'd probably go frozen over canned. No nutritional information to backup that, I just find it tastes more tolerable.

The only advatage you would get from canned food is price.
In addition to the fact the fresh fruit tastes better. The things that they due to canned food is just...alarmimg. You will get higher vitamin levals, higher fiber content I could go on for days. The best part is. Searching for fresh food will eventually lead to helth food stores and better quality restarants. Hot bodied girls...or if you prefer guys i guess(i indicate myself here) hang out at these joints for a reason. You got out what you put in. Food and body included.

Nutritionally fresh and frozen are equally good for you. So you can be pretentious and go to Whole Foods and shop with overly tanned 50 year old Cougars or you can get frozen veggies at $1 a pound.

Just because it's frozen doesn't mean they don't spray the vegetables with toxic chemical shit. It's best to not buy from chain stores.
