Hey /fit/, for the last few weeks, I've notice that my bowels are softer and I it doesn't always come out as easily. Before, my bowel were kind of hard (not painful, but exited easily and left nothing behind) but now it usually comes out as a few piece and I need to wipe more.

Is this better or worse than before?

Eat more fiber and drink more water.

You'll bowels will be so neat that you might as well wipe your nose with the clean paper you just wiped your ass with.

Don't have to eat expensively to get enough fiber. Just take supplements. There's a wall of fiber supplements at any supermarket or drugstore. If there are old people in the way, just knock them over.

fiber is supremely important. no one should debate you on this one. it's cheaply included in fruits, vegetables, and whole wheat breads for example. research it.

Apricots are really good for flushing out your system. They're pretty cheap, canned, dried, whatever.

You should be worried if your bowels are coming out at all. Its their contents that are supposed to come out.
