Hey /fit/
I'm 5ft7 and weigh 210lbs
I'm go to the gym three times a week.
I do :
Crosstrainer 15minutes
Spinning 20minutes
Rowingmachine 10 minutes
combined with a bit of weightlifting

Is this enough or should I up the ante ?
I'm pretty new at sports in general, I'm breaking a highschool pact to never do sports again.

At the moment I just wanna lose around 40-50lbs, I don't really care about muscles at the moment. I'm afraid if I do too much powertraining at this weight I'll become this big ass dude which I don't want to be.

What was your pact - never do sports again or never do exercise again?

The gym isnt a sport, imo its a lifestyle.

You will need to adjust diet aswell btw.

I don't see any need for you to take off four days a week, unless you're really busting your ass.
