So, /fit/, what's the best way to lose manboobs?

Come spring and summer I'm going to bike a lot, will that help? I have also improved my diet immensely in the last month.

Then you need to realize that you can't spot reduce. If you want to lose fat, you have to lose fat everywhere because that's just how the body works.

Therefore, you need a calorie deficit (probably -500) and you need to burn fat by exercising. Bike is shit if you want to do that. Elliptical, treadmill, or just running will do you that.

Hey /fit/, what is the best supplement to take if you are trying to build lean muscle? I'm 23 abot 5'8" 145 lbs. I got to the gym 3 times a week.

>>33436he's correct, and I'd like to extrapolate, to help. most experts agree that 3500 calories are going to roughly equal a pound of body weight, so if you want to lose a pound a week (that's a good idea to start), that would be divided to 500 calories a day. supposing you managed to have a balanced intake and outtake, you could get that 500 calorie deficit in different ways. for example, you could skip a meal (in a 2000 calorie diet,500 is a quarter, so you could cut, roughly, a meal), or you could do about an hour's worth of cardio per day for about 500 too. neither idea is good, though, because no one would want to skip a whole meal, and it isn't easy for most busy people to suddenly make an hour to do exercise, at least to keep up for the indefinite future. your best bet? split the difference- try doing a half an hour of cardio (for roughly 200 calories) and skip two cans of soda (a can of coke or pepsi has about 150 calories, so that's 300). that's a bit easier to do, yeah?

I'm just going to continue to diet, walk, bike, and soon I'm buying a gym membership.
