Jesus christ, /fit/, this shit is so fucking delicious. I just had some for the first time today and it was a blast of awesome.

I had two servings of that and a serving of Kashi GoLean original with a cup of skim milk this morning. 38g fiber, 26g protein, 350 calories. fuck yes. I had to literally force myself to eat lunch later.

I eat it with the cinnamon toast crunch-looking version of the same brand to mask the cardboard taste.

Kashi = shitloads of sugar, you double nigger.

Fiber One is the only cereal I can find with 0g of sugar, and enough fiber to blow me clean halfway through the day. You know.

Funny story about Fiber One.

So a friend of mine who has a job at Sam's Club (same thing as Costco, for those who don't have it) brought a box of the bars. One of our friends lives with him and decided they were absolutely DELICIOUS and she was going to eat more than a few of them over the day, and wash it down with Goji juice. They'd had the misfortune to get caught up in the Himalayan Goji pyramid scam and had tons of it laying around, so we all got a few bottles and decided that it did nothing healthwise but make you shit like a horse. She missed the memo.

A half-dozen fiber laden cereal bars and half of a bottle of fruit juice makes for a funny night for the rest of us. She'd go in the bathroom, come out and swear, then about a half-hour later run right back in.

truesay, eating say more than 2 bowls of all-bran or whatever seriously does you a mischief.

While Fiber One does have low sugar, I really actually prefer the Kashi. It has protein as well, 8D; At least the version I get.
