Hey /fit/, I find myself in love with the Breakfast Jack from Jack in the Box ( Ham, Egg, Cheese on a bun). Jack in the Box's website gives it the following nutritional stats:Calories: 290Calories from fat: 110Total Fat: 12gSaturated Fat: 4.5gTrans Fat: 0gCholesterol: 220mgSodium: 760mgPotassium: 210mgTotal Carbohydrates: 29gFiber: 1gSugars: 4gProtein: 17gThese are the nutritional facts per serving (per sandwich). Basically my question is since i'm going to cheat on my eating healthy, just how bad are wolfing down 2 of these for lunch every now and then.Comment too long. Clickhereto view the full text.
Only really bad thing about it is the saturated fat (9g for 2 of them, roughly 50% of your RDA...)
