does anyone here know the optimal dose for creatine, ie how much and when. i've read stuff that says to take it daily, and other other stuff says before/after workouts. how does i creatine?

take one serving after each time you workout. after you lift weights, your muscles are torn up, and taking it after will help with the regeneration process. it's really up to you how often you take it, but every time you workout certainly won't hurt.

the serving is relative to your weight (you can find a calculator for it on the web--lurk moar). Creatine should be taken POST workout....drink it with grapejuice (high sugar content, no acid like o.j.) If you take too much creatine, it turns to creatinine, which will give you really bad gas / the shits
