Hello /fit/. This is me. 18 years old 6'3" and about 200lbs. I used to be in shape. I want to be in shape again. I don't have access to any weighted machines, so I'm limited to bod weight exercises.

Also, as of right now, I have nowhere to put a bar for pullups/chin ups.

What's a good routine?

because, you know, you've had so much time to lose all that muscle you used to have. I mean, being 18 is like being 68, amirite? especially since you lose muscle so fast when you're in the prime of your life.

every damn day there's a post from someone who wants to "get in shape" but doesn't want to go to the gym, doesn't want to run outside, only has one 10lb. dumbbell, won't eat right, no place to put a pullup bar, etc. etc.

I have doorways. I can't drill above them, my landlord would be pissed. Right now I don't have the funds for a gym membership/workout equipment. I'm not asking for advice on how to become jacked, I just want some stuff to hold me over until I can afford a home gym.

I'm 200lbs and 5'8 :D I used to be 160 then i started lifting and gained 40lbs over about 3 years
