It's not that hard. Gain muscle through eating more and lifting and then lose fat until you get that amount of definition. That guy has skinny legs anyway and is not extremely impressive. You could probably look better if you did a simple program with squats, deadlift, bench, powercleans, overhead press, and rows.

I love all the negative comments as soon as a shaped body pops up here. Yes its not overly impressive, guy is not big BUT he is only 19 and did probably not transform to that over night.

and to the topic; shit takes time. Workout and eat right all the time. Then when ur happy with the size cut down the fat (but dont stop working out) add cardio. Its not gonna magically happen by sitting in front of the comp reading about it and doing some pushups inbetween forum posts. Make it ur lifestyle make ur workout a "must do" for example brushing ur teeth, something u DO everyday without exceptions. Sleep is also important.
And dont be stupid and do any kind of AAS(roids).

Pic is me, its not much i know. Still it took _TIME_ and many hours in the gym. Been going on and of for the last 8 years (last 2 years very strict not missing a workout)

I know it aint much like i said. i did mention tho "on and off", in my case i had a gym membership since i was 15.. first years i probably didnt know wtf i was doing. Then i lacked motivations and paused for probably 6 months, ofc drinkin/partying every weekend took its toll blabla.
So like i said, only these 2 years have i been serious with the workouts.
And i dont wanna be a bodybuilder or anything, just a little fit. Im close to my goal (althou one never gets fully satisfied)
