SQUATZ
book linked is solid in my oppinion, been training for vertical gains for 6 months and so far I have no problem
>>418768jumpers knee should not be very likely on a VJB like program, it is typically more common if the program is heavily focused on plyometrics or endless sets of jumps like the air alert type stuff
>>418781This kind of stuff always interests me, can you give me a bit of info like your height, weight, starting vertical etc?
>>4187849 weeks of air alert and several nervous nights thinking if I was going to be able to run again taught me that lesson.
to be honest I can't provide hard figgures on starting stats nor current once since my path into this sort of training has been so gradual(from no vert training to what I do now over a three year period, neither can I messure current once since I am out with a twisted ankle. I can say that I have made good gains and that I will happily do messurements as soon as I am back in action though.
>>418798Ah nice, I wish you luck.

Squats until 1.5xBW, then Olympic lifts and plyometrics.
