Hey /fit/

So, I'm 6'1" and 180 lbs. I want to drop some body fat and build some muscle. For the past three days, I've dropped my calorie intake to about 2000 kcals.

Also, I just got done with 1 hour of HIIT after lifting some small weights and squatz. Later tonight, I plan on going for a 30min-40min walk.

If I keep this up, how long until I'm posing in fitness mags?

Ok, so maybe it wasn't exactly HIIT.
What I did was, I ran about 4 miles over a very hilly area. I would sprint up the hills then power walk down the other side of them, then sprint up the next one. I kept this up for an hour.

Sorry, just kinda getting into working. Guess I haven't gotten all the terminology figured out yet.
