So /fit/I presume most of you have heard of these "Detox" diets. They mainly consist of light exercise, multivitamins plus your daily caloric intake comes from a fluid mixture of Honey, lemon juice, water, and cayenne pepper.I've been thinking (hell, more than thinking, i've already got the ingrediants) of trying it for a short span (7 days). What is your opinion of this? Does it work, is it a scam, etc.I know various people who have done it; one said she dropped 10 lbs in 2 weeks (which to me sounds unhealthy), and another guy who did it for 2 months to various results. They all ranted and raved, but I'd like to get /fit/'s opinion of this matter. Thanks
That kind of a diet lacks fibre. Detoxing diets are a crock of shit - liquid shit, which is what this diet will do to your guts.http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18595886/
>>115893Ah thanks.Yea I had my doubts about it, but for some stupid reason I bought the stuff for it anyways. Ah well, I can make some carne asada with the cayenne and lemon juice.
detox diets are for lazy fatties who can't cope with the thought of exercising, so they try to become ana instead. You tried sum SQUATZ?
