It's unrealistic to try to remove muscle from a given area. Your body doesn't work as a part or a piece, it works as a unit. Keeping this in mind if you wanted to take away from one, you take away from all. Marathon runners don't have muscle because of all the calories they burn running. You could simply do a lot of running or cardio, you could do endless amounts of calisthenics/weight training and force your body into a catabolic state and then don't feed it OR you can live with the frame God gave you and play it to it's tune. Focus on your strengths and the reality of function not the illusion of a favored form.
