Hey /fit/ how do I improve a slouch? I have had one for years, walked by a mirror and decided I want to fix it. Any advice? Thanks.
slouch more, you'll notice a drastic improvement in your slouching if you slouch whenever you can.
When you walk or sit down, you have to keep thinking about posture, and you actively fix it. I doubt theres any real way to just force yourself into a fix.
Stop slouchingStrengthen your back, chest, and stomach muscles so its not hard to maintain a proper posture

Do more squatz, lunges, planks and side planks, but god dammit keep good form our you'll just seriously fuck your spine. Just sit at home upright, look at a picture of a soldier in line and you'll get a good idea.
