Hello /fit/Male.18.143lbs.5'9I used to be 135lbs last year and i gained almost 10 lbs in 8 months. What do you guys suggest I do? I have a gym membership and I am trying to get toned (sixpack bigger arms and forearms). I have really no idea what I am doing in the gym. I do try to follow some routines but they are just way too short for me and I feel like I can do more. What are some good routines for a beginner and for someone who is trying to lose weight and gain muscle? I would like a 5-day routine(just graduated so I have all the times on my hands right now and college doesnt start until January)Also I was thinking about eating around 1700 calories/day. What are some quick foods that are healthy for me because I dont have the time to cook or prepare food and also the food in my house are ALL JUNK. I was thinking about some lean cuisine low calorie meals or something, thoughts?

Tuna fish right out of the can. Just crack open the top drain the water and volia a quick and easy meal that has a good amount of protein.
