so, /fit/, I'm starting up at the gym tomorrow with my induction.

I'm badly out of shape (chubby, but I wouldn't say fat) and I want to get at least noticeable more buff by Christmas.

I need any suggestions you can give on what machines I should be using the most, diet plans (examples if possible, please) and frequency.

Any suggestions appreciated, thanks /fit/.

Holly Willoughby in return.

You are fat, fat and lazy. Go fucking Google it.

I'm even feeling generous, this site is all you need:

Or lurk in /fit and read one of the endless posts identical to yours.

Or suck a dick.

I'd agree with you, apart from euphimisms for fat really annoy me.

hurrr, I'm big, I'm chubby, I'm overweight, I'm carrying a little extra.

no. you're fat. man up and admit it.

It's not a euphimism.

I WAS fat, 3 years ago I was 16 and a half stone and now I'm 11 and a half stone, but I still have a bit of fat left over - hence the term chubby as opposed to fat.
