Alright, /fit/, so here's my deal:Between the holidays and travel for work, I'm not going to be in three cities for 2-3 weeks each over the next two months. I had a good routine at home, and swore I would get into a gym, but I turned into a lazy slob when it came time to find a solution and I'm losing my modest gains from the past 3 months (was lifting 2x weeek w/ 3-4 days cardio). Cardio is easy to find, obviously, just run outside, but I've never done bodyweight exercises that really were efficient at working the muscle groups I was hitting w/ freeweights. How do you deal with interruptions to your routine like this? Besides general "pull ups and OATZ, lol," are there any sites w/ decent bodyweight resistance routines?TL;DR: Bodyweight exercises, show me them.
Handstand pushups, clapping pushups, gymnastic progressions.
