Do squats in the middle of the high way, at night, wearing nothing but black.

my man, u have followed my advice and so u want the moves for getting chicks at the club.
good, i may help you.

work your way up to 50 pushups.. basic strenght. also maybe a $20 pullup bar that you can put between your doorframe. if you can do pullups you'll be pimpin in no time.

in all fairness, after that the best free weight workout for breakdancing is breakdancing itself..especially if you incorporate it in your lifestyle it will eventually replace working out at the gym. it's very demanding

good luck bro and go get the chicks at the club

TIMBOO
ps maybe fiddy has some mussels advice

I suggest working on your cocksucking muscles, because the only things gayer than breakdancing are parkour and longboards

I'm not good on the names of exercises, but try:

try lateral raises - lateral delts
front raises - anterior delts
don't know the name, but hold the dumb bells in front of you, on their sides about an inch apart waist height and lift shoulder width apart to shoulder level whilst rotating weights to horizontal position- rear delts

anon will name the last one for me, i hope.

Sup Timbo, how did you roll last night? I am up in Hanoi at the moment on client duty, so had dinner with the head of public affairs from Vietnam Airlines last night.

Fabulous restaurant called Wild Lotus - anyone passing through Hanoi should check it out.

The VNA guy is notoriously hospitable (sometimes I really like VNese people) so he took me and one of my staff and my client and his wife back to his house and opened a bottle of Johnny Walker Gold Label and lined up the shots.

Shot them like a trad pistol.

Karaoke with his family ensued (in their karaoke room no less).

Taxi. Bed. Mild hangover.

I'm gonna break the flow, and call upon myself the wrath of this whole board.

fuck squatz. only do bodyweight exercises. and not faggoty pushups, I'm talking planche pushups, walking L-sits, handstand pushups, pistols, etc. just train with your bodyweight and you'll learn your body, and how to handle it.

also, breakdancing is demanding as shit by itself, so there's a workout right there.

if you want to throw in some weights, do it, but it's not that important. People are gonna say more squatz, i guess, but fuck 'em.

check out beastskills and other gymnast stuff, it's the same kinda strength you need. have fun.

no no no no no no no

Never neglect your legs unless they don't work anymore. You don't have to do heavy squats. If you insist on doing only bodyweight exercises do hindu squats and monkeyfuckers.

which is why I recommended Pistols. they're hard, they work balance, they are bodyweight.

they are good, and useful for breakers/gymnasts/everyone.

Never, EVER, suggest hindu squatz again. They are the retarded stepchild of all squatz variations. They'll fuck your knees up faster than anything else out there.
You are setting yourself up for disaster if you do them.

Excellent, exactly what I was going to suggest. Although, I might suggest to OP to start working on handstand walks first before going with handstand pushups. And as for the planches, OP will need to work on progressions to build them up. This article will tell you exactly how:

yeah, i was kinda thinking he should aspire to do all those things. If he can jump right into planche pushups, he's hercules.

you're welcome.
