How many calories do most of you eat a day.

It seems like alot of you are saying 4000+ like it's no problem and i throw up when i try to stuff down that much. i've tried. cant gain more weight with 3000 calories at 130 lbs. started at 110 lbs.

140 lbs here. Easing myself into eating more, though I'm also finding it difficult. I'm considering gorging, as in, even with bad food, simply for the purpose of gaining weight but that's probably not beneficial.
