I want to get super flexible and agile

I stretch twice a week and have martial arts classes twice a week

any specific things I should be doing to achieve this?

Yoga. Fixes posture as well.

While I love yoga, what helped me most with leg flexibility was pilates. I think they're both good.

Hydrate. Your tendons, muscles, and skin will have more elasticity if you body has plenty of water all the time.

my stretching is basically a random assortoment of the daily dozen

Dedicate about half an hour to stretch, get nice and warm, and go for it. Hold them long and don't bounce to try to get more range. 1-2 min for starters.

Hmmm, my dance class has a really good stretching sequence but I don't really pay attention to the names of the moves.
