Dear /fit/, I need some helpI've been losing weight since January, and I've lost 60 pounds. However, now I've hit a seemingly impassable plateau. I've been the same exact weight for the last week, and it's pissing me off. I've tried shifting my diet around, changing exercise routines... nada. Any advice for breaking through a weight-loss plateau?Relevant info: My diet has been 1200 calories the entire time I've been losing weight, with the occasional increase of 300 calories. I drink 2 liters of water a day. I lift weights every other day for about an hour, and I do cardio daily for half an hour. I recently started on prozac, and I'm worried that prozac might be cocking with my metabolism, so I'm going to talk to my doctor about it early next month. HEEEAAALP!In b4 SQUATZ and OATZ
