yeah definitely not over training. i get the same thing occasionally. it's probably your rest being inadequate BUT don't worry about that, you say 2 days? 48-96 hours is said to be what it takes to recover, 96 being fully recovered. what may be happening is your body is slow at recovery. so keep up with what you are doing and let your body catch up. make it suit you not you suit it. a week of recovery may be what your body wants, but it is not viable to have that kind of time off as you wont make sufficient gains. every second day is optimal for muscular gains so 3 times a week.
