lol endomorphs Anonymous
Sup /fit/. I've come to the conclusion that I'm mostly an endomorph.

I hear that endomorphs have a tougher time losing weight, and put on fat easily. But I also hear that they can put on muscle easily as well. Is there really any truth to this?

Also, how should one change their diet or exercise regimen if they are endomorphic?

Thanks.

SPOILERS: somatypes are bullshit all you need is a little willpower

the only reason it persists is so fat and skinny people can have an excuse for what they are and they can blame well-built people purely on luck.

No one can look like Ronnie Coleman!!!

I believe that it does play a large role. I eat right and do cardio, but with the routine I keep, I still have flab sticking around.

On the other hand my best friend eats a 1,200 calorie chipotle burrito daily and likes to turn a box of croutons into an entire meal, yet he is a stick.

He's also not fit at all...Got kicked out of the Navy for not being able to pass the armed services easier phyical test.

Too many bicep curls, not enough deadlifts or squats.
