Pretty big guy here, 266 lbs to be exact. (I'm 6ft too, so height comes into it, not much though since i'm a fat fuck.)

Say i was to go on an exercise bike for about an hour a day, cut down on junk food more or less altogether and eat half portions of what i'm currently eating.

How much weight loss should i expect?

I assume my diet as it is isn't very bad, apart from a few indulgences in junk food as i've only really gained a few pounds in the last 4-5 years.

You should be 170-200 lbs depending on your frame. You could be a fat ass with a small frame, and need to lose alot. Or you could be a fat ass with a big frame, and need to lose alot, but not ALOT alot.

depending on how muscular you are, probably a lot. if you really stick to it (and adjust diet and exercise accordingly), my guess is you could drop 40 in a couple of months.

When i last had a checkup at the doctors they never shit brix or anything, just said i should lose a few pounds and lay off the beer a bit.
