Dear fit,I'm a member of the terrorist religion, and recently we had Ramadan. This meant fasting while the sun is up (No food, no water) and only eating when the sun is down.I used to keep track with Calorie Count Plus, but during Ramadan I abandoned it because alot of the things I ate weren't on there.So now that it is all done with, I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I've lost 65 pounds over the summer on a 1500 cal a day diet, supplemented with weight lifting and alot of running. Now that I've gotten back into the swing of things I've found myself incredibly hungry and unable to hit my goals. Last night I hit 2100 and today I'm already at 1700. It's pissing me off and I want to know why.By the way: 5'8" 177, from 240.
You should probably eat more. 1700 is way too low as it is.
