/fit/, I'm 5'10'' and weigh 240 pounds. I'd like to be in the 170 range, maybe even 160.

I was wondering how many calories a day I should shoot for, how much cardio, etc. What does a 19 year old 5'10'' 170 pound male eat to maintain their weight? What can I do to reach that weight?

Is it true that undereating too much can lower my metabolism? What's the right amount?

im your same build except 175, at rest and fucking around on the computer all day ill burn like 1500

if i were you id go to the gym at least once a day and do like 30 mins of elliptical or running, you will at least burn 500 calories

in terms of dropping weight, you could just eat the same, do only 30 mins of cardio a day and lose a pound a week(3500 calories=1pound of fat)
