I was at the gym foing my lower body routine, and I always tackle the squats first.
So there's this guy squatting 90 lbs for what seems like 15 minutes straight, with absolutely horrid, down-right shitty form (rounded back, knees going all over the fucking place...etc.)
Nevertheless, I still try to be polite. I approached him slowly and asked:
"So how many sets you got?"
Nothing prepared me for his response.
"I don't know, I just go until I'm tired. I'm no expert."
