Get yourself some wrist wraps. it relieves some pressure off on your wrists.
You should also check out Glucosamin and look up some exercises that strenghten your wrists. But don't overdo it and you should let them rest first.
Meanwhile ,stay off dips and do Triceps pushdowns (cable) and Skull crushers (dumbell) instead.
I had that pain in my wrists for years. Especially when I was doing pushups on my palms. I had do do it on my knuckles. It's better nowadays. I guess my wrists are stronger.
But I do still feel some minor pain when I'm doing dips and I don't want to push it.
