Hi Anon. I'm about 230 lbs, 6'4''. I don't carry the weight too poorly, looks are decent, etc. My problem is, I have no muscle. Since last year, I haven't done so much as a push-up. I rarely walk anywhere unless it's to class. I have access to a gym with some free weights and a few basic weight machines. Anybody have a routine to recommend for a tall person who needs to lose 30 pounds of fat and completely build muscle all over his body from the ground up?
