Sooo... I tried to measure my body fat. There`s some small device at my gym that runs a small current through your body and it says I`m at 5%BF. Looking at myself I definitely doubt that, but it seems accurate for everyone else. Now the question is: Why are my abs barely visible if not flexed? I`m doing a variety of ab exercises every other day, v-situps, crunches, negative curls, those things were you hang from the ceiling and move your legs like a windmill etc.pp. Should I concentrate more on few exercises or is it alright to do some of everything?

Pinch the skin on your abs and see how thick it is. If It's not about 3/4cm or less thick, you probably won't see your abs.

do the reverse crunch:

or, if you're too good at those, try doing Dragon Flags; they will kick your ass

oh, and more SQUATZ

Fucking typo. negative curls=negative crunches. Dragon flags are easy, but I don`t feel like getting anything from them.

I love SQUATZ!

Normally I run about 25km a week and go swimming at least once. It feels just right and seeing how I have so low BF I don`t think it would be healthy to go even lower. Or would it?

Calculating body fat percentage by looking at the electric resistance of your skin isn't very accurate, because there are other things that can influence it. Using calipers is the most accurate way of measuring your body fat percentage.
