Dear /fit/,

I'm having a peeing problem. It doesn't burn or hurt or anything like that, so I don't think it's a UTI.

I keep getting really frequent urges to go. Like, I'll actually urinate once, but for the next hour or so, I'll feel the need to pee every couple of minutes and nothing or next to nothing will come out. I'm a girl if that matters. What do you think is up?

If you're still sure, that might be your problem.

Either an infection or you've got extremely weak pelvic floor muscles.

If it's the latter then damn girl, you're in for the time of your fucking life.

You probably have a UTI. You don't need to have sex or experience pain to have one.

drink a TOOON of water and I mean a freaking ton like enough until you feel like you can't drink any more. Also, have a 1/4 cup of vinegar of some type and some vitamin c. You will pee a ton and it will flush out your bladder. This happens to me all the time and this seems to help it. If it doesn't go away go to the doctor because if it is a UTI you may not always have pain and it could turn into a kidney infection that will make you sick as a dog.

Anon needs more information. If you are sexually active, and your period is late or light, you may want to think about getting a home test. The frequent urge to pee, without actually peeing, is usually a sign of something pressing on the bladder. Renal problems can cause this, but more commonly have other symptoms like fever, fatigue, and pain. UTIs are a common reason, as the urinary sphincter or the bladder may be inflamed. The cranberry juice is an excellent suggestion, but if this condition persists or if you start to exhibit other symptoms, see your urologist.

salt controls water distribution in the body, and likely peeing frequently. might need more a pinch for each cup of water. or something... I don't know for sure. Check it out.
