Dear /fit/,

I have recently tried to figure out the best way to lose weight off my stomach. Any exercises that I can do that will tone it down pretty quick? Machine or natural?

Curl ups and push ups to work out your stomach, do about 100 per day for a month and you'll see results.

It's called finesse fatty. try to jump on it as lightly as you can. This means you have to land on the tips of your toes when you do this so you can distribute the force of impact in a wider diameter.

hey fit I'm having some trouble looking for a good lifting routine

Is there a good schedule I can use to build muscle on the entire body? Both Upper and lower? I want to also work the shoulders, forearms, abs, i dont wanna workout too little, i want to make sure i get enough excercise for my muscles, they can grow.
