I'm going on a trip next week traveling light so I won't bring any weight training equipment along with me except a jump rope. Is taking a week off working out something I should worry about and if so what should I do to stay strong?

Jump rope, and just bring a light shirt and a pair of work-out shorts.

If not, you can always run in place naked in your hotel room, or where ever.

Take one week off, take two weeks to gain it back.

Not necessarily. If you are doing intense weight training it's good to have deloading weeks or take a whole week off entirely to let your central nervous system recover. I know it may seem like you are going to lose it but trust me you will be surprised at how hard it is to lose it in a week. Now don't be surprised if you are sore when you work out again though.

Intense, not really. I've just been following this

for the past mouth and was feeling insecure that it would all be for nothing but thanks for saying what you said.

No problem. If you are still worried however I guess my advice would be is to do some bodyweight squats, pushups, and if you are really crazy you can put a towel in between some of the stairs in your hotel if they are that kind and do towel pull ups.
