I don't particularly want hormone therapy. I don't want to "become a woman", I just want to have the appearance of one (face, skin, definition, etc). Hormone therapy is expensive, and I don't have the funds to properly do this. People have suggested soy products because it apparently has estrogen in it (I have no idea if this is true), but if estrogen is introduced into my body, it will just be synthesized into testosterone. I'd have to take testosterone inhibitors to cease the synthesis process in addition to estrogen.
I haven't spoken to my doctor yet (I have just moved, and I'm still trying to find a reliable doctor), but I will as soon as possible.
