Is there any benefit in taking Whey Protein? Does it digest easier or what?

The only way you will benefit from eating protein supplements is if you work out a lot, and can't get enough proteins from normal food. Otherwise it's a waste. Also, it makes some people fart a lot.

ZMA capsules does increase testosterone a bit. Not a wonder-drug though.

I have patechiae (small red dots of blood) on my feet and ankles. This is a sign of protein deficiency.. so yeah I guess I don't get enough.

Whey protein is good, but I prefer a mix of proteins in my powders. Whey, casein, and egg proteins plus just about any other protein is good to get into your body. Specially after workouts.
