I gym 5 days a week, weights every 2nd day (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) and cardio on my 'off' days (Tues, Thurs). Weekends off.What day and what time of the day is best to have a protein shake. Workouts are 3:30pm-4:30pm if it helps.
