Hey /fit/,

I'm 5'11, 145 lbs, skinnyfag.

Over the summer, I'm going to be working out at the gym, probably doing Stronglifts 5x5, in order to get stronger and faster for track & field season.

So I'm probably going to put on some muscle over these two months, but once school starts I won't have access to a gym again until around January.

So my question is, how can I maintain the muscle that I put on? Would bodyweight exercises be good enough? I'm just afraid that with inactivity, I'll lose the muscle that I put on. I'll probably also be doing some running, so will that make it worse?

tl;dr, what should I do to maintain the muscle that I put on? Am I just worrying too much?
