Hey, /fit/? What happens when you work out excessively and don't manage to eat as many calories as you need to maintain your body? Like say for instance someone is 5"5, 95lbs, and does 10x20 pushups & 5x15 situps spaced throughout the day. Will said person see any progress, growth, redardation or tumors?

When you use your muscles they somewhat deteriorate and re-build themselves after and get bigger. this requires alot of energy, protein, carbs etc if you can't supply this they wont heal properly, you may lose fat but otherwise you wont build any muscle in the next 2 years.
