During the interview I'd point a gun at their head and analyze their reaction.
If they cried and begged for their life, I'd throw them out of the place of employment.
If they started screaming and/or crying, I wouldnt hire them.
If their eyes widened and they went completely silent, I might hire them.
If they pulled out their own gun and aimed back, I'd hire them.
If they started laughing, I'd hire them right away.
If they stuck their finger in the barrel of the gun and started giggling, I'd instantly hire them and give them a raise.
