Guys, I have a problem. I'm tall, 6'4" and want to gain weight, numerous sources have quoted me at the 4000 calorie/day mark but how the hell do I get that much?

I figured that I could eat 10 frozen beefburgers and still need roughly 2800 calories that day...

get a weight gain powder of some kind, they tend to have somewhere between 1000-2000 calories per serving. eat multiple servings. lift. eat lots of regular food. get bigger.

Its really not that hard to just eat 4000 calories.

Bagel with peanut butter - 500-600
Protein Shake - 300
Chicken Breast - 250
Hamburger - 300
Glass of Milk - 120
Pasta - 200+
Vegetables - 150+

Then just eat more. Like eat 2 bagels with peanut butter, 2 chicken breasts with veggies for lunch, pasta with tuna and vegetables for dinner, etc.

Its easier than you think.

Or buy weight gainer or drink 4 protein shakes in a day. 4 shakes = 1200 calories. Add in a regular day of eating is up to 3200 calories. Toss in an extra serving of protein at each meal or some oatmeal.

Here's the nutritional info of my protein shake.

Nutritional Information (per 30g):
Energy 118.0cal
Energy 497.0kJ
Protein (dry basis) 24.6g
Protein (as-is) 23.6g
Fat 2.1g
Carbohydrates 1.8g
Calcium 150.0mg

Should I be drinking 4 of these per day?

Useful advice, if I eat double what you just mentioned I'd be at about 3600 which leaves room for snacks (berries, etc) and midnight snacks.

Thanks.
