So /fit/, I know you're probably going to hate this- but here goes.
I want to lose weight, but not softness. I don't want to become bony or even skinny- I just want to be healthier. I'm sort of aiming for that weight that you see quite often in traditional paintings; not fat, but still very soft and feminine.
So what should I do? Should I focus on cardio and diet as opposed to muscle work? What is the best and most efficient way to achieve my goal?

Just do some running every other day, like maybe a half hour, and then eat a little less. Maybe 500-1000 calories less a day.
