>>100494 Because his book is an excellent way to teach yourself/others how to properly perform and understand each major compound movement. He doesn't just tell you do keep your back straight, shoulder behind bar, etc... while deadlifting, he explains exactly why it should be done like that. I don't know about his program though, I've never tried it myself, but his book has definitely given me a better understanding of the lifts I'm performing.
