Skinnyfag here, im 6'5'' 178

After 2 months of eating healthy and plenty with 3/4s of a gallon of whole milk a day, I finally started making progress in gaining weight.

well for one I have gained 3 pounds, not a lot but its a start to get me more motivated. I also for the first time Squatted past my weight, today I squatted 200 pounds and did a full rep of 3 doing it, felt good as I could only squat like 95 when i started.

While I haven't noticed a big difference in the way I look, I'm patient and hopefully this will go well to my liking.

Thank you /fit/ for answering ever question I had and motivating me to do this.

Curious anon here.

Is that diet even healthy?
I mean, eating too much of the same thing (like drinking an obscene amount of water) for an extended period of time can cause some sort of electrolyte imbalance.

And you're drinking the same amount of water you should drink in a day, in milk alone.
And it's whole milk so you have to keep in mind cholesterol as well.

I do believe water causes an electrolyte imbalance because it disturbs the osmotic pressure outside your cells. Adding more water without more electrolytes means fewer electolytes by volume. In any case, 3/4 of a gallon of liquid a day is not that much, and milk is not pure water.
