That can't be real. It hardly looks like the same person. Don't get these fat fags hopes up like that.
>> Anonymous
If you lose the fat within 2 years of gaining it the skin goes back. Too bad I am past 5 years eh?
>> Anonymous
>>56665

I wish he took the first picture in the same lighting
>> Anonymous
>>56671
yeah, because it's impossible for the human body to adapt to resistance training! seriously guys, we're stuck with the bodies god gave us. the government and supplement industry concoct these transformations in CGI to keep us in check and buying their "get fit" products.

WAKE UP PEOPLE!
>> Anonymous
>>56627
Making such progress in the first 6 months, then spending 5 years bouncing between mediocre physiques? Either it's fake or the guy is a retard who wasted 5 years of his life.

Also lol at skin color difference between the first and the 8th picture.

>>56671

Why should it matter if it's actually real? People will believe it's real and it's still inspirational.
>> spanishbomb !!o2n54vlWHXd
>>56698

The photos list that he was injured and didn't do any lifting for a month or two months at a time. That's a ton of muscle lost.
>> Anonymous
Good for him. I doubt that chick would have showered with the guy in the first photo.
>> Anonymous
>>56621
And then she breaks it off, he goes on an eating binge and we are back to square 1.
>> Anonymous
>>56716
No, people will think it's real, aim for it, and when it doesn't happen they'll commit suicide.

...

I retract my argument against this. Carry on.
>> Anonymous
maybe fit is his natural state... he was only fat cause he was the third unloved son or bullies at school...
>> Anonymous
Sometimes you just wake up and realize you are the fat fuck in highschool with a jew-fro and you will never get laid in your present state.

Quite the incentive to work out once that hits.
>> Anonymous
he looks like jack osborn

274 pounds looks like the best to hang out with, 160 looks the best to fuck

Pictures from today

This is after 4 months of work. I started running at night WITHOUT LIFTING mid-way through November. This lasted until about January when I started lifting 5x a week with some cardio mixed in.

Now I do HIIT every morning and I lift 3-4 times a week. I want to lose more fat before I get more muscle.

Stats:

158-162lbs (Fluctuates every week or so)
Standing at 5'11

>>57354

You don't need to lose more fat, stupid.
>> Anonymous
>>57354

Dude you're fine on fat, you should really be bulking right now. Put on 20-25 lbs of muscle and then cut again, your body will thank you later. Plus once you widen your shoulders and lats it'll seem like your waist is smaller, which will help the overall "V-taper" illusion.
>> svenska
>>57354
you need to gain about 40 pounds before you even start thinking about fat
>> Anonymous
>>57358
Illusion? If he widens his shoulders, his taper WILL INCREASE
>> Anonymous
>>56621
anyone know the timeframe for that pic?
>> Anonymous
>>57555

129lb loss? I'd say the pics are bi-monthly (18 months total)
>> Anonymous
>>56621
Jesus, why the fuck would he go anywhere near that dumpy ass chick in the last picture?

...that's true love. <:)

Look around /fit/ a little while. That's what he did. That is weight loss.

What do you mean what did he do? He lost weight by probably eating less shit and getting a little more active.

Not bad.
>> The Dark One !UYklPQPVhw
No pics this time. I've been pretty ill the last week, so I didn't get to exercise all too much. The chest hair is completely gone. Also I can finally fit a medium shirt. Much better than the x-large I was wearing at the start of the year.

Cariovascular endurance has improved greatly. It takes a lot to wear me down completely.

I appreciate that but there is definently still fat on the manboobs and belly, I really just want those gone asap. Ive been fat for too long, I want to be lean and work my way up.

Its not like im going to stop lifting, I've become addicted to this lifestyle.
>> Anonymous
>>56637
he's bulking up. You gain lots of fat if you are seriously working out and eating properly.

He could drop it in a month or two.
>> Anonymous
>>57354
lol @ HUGE ABS but TINY SHOULDERS lol
>> Anonymous
>>58063
this.

I can't believe how many of you don't get it. He bulks up (when he looks fat- especially in the legs, notice the difference in size) - then he cuts back down to visible abs/ bodyfat- then bulks up again etc. When he is happy with the muscle on his body, he will cut to lean muscle.

wtf is # ?

also he seriously doesn't look like 330 pounds in the first one.

Maybe 196 might be a little too low for him.
>> Anonymous
>>58123
that's the pound sign, idiot.
>> Anonymous
>>58106

Well you certainly cleaned up your look some. But posing horribly in the before picture while including some food in it and trying to "look good" in the after picture doesn't really mean shit. Show us your still fat belly, bitch.
>> Anonymous
>>58106

All it seems like you did was cut your hair, you dumb fuck

That does NOT count as weight loss

What point is there in a clothed progression photo? Can't see any improvements dumbass
