Hah, little do you know, mr.>>261725, that egg whites have a BV of 100 while shrimp has a BV of 89 or so.
So really, egg whites' protein is absorbed better. Anyway, shrimp, chicken, egg whites.. It's all pure protein.
To OP, don't fear the yolk. I eat 7 a day. They are good for you, I promise.
