What do I do if there ain't any sports, and I don't have a car to go to the YMCA or anything? I need to bulk up, but I don't have any idea as to what I should do...

buy weights? use oddball weighted objects (jugs of water, then the same jugs filled with sand)?

it's not really hard to make some home-made weights... if you're on a budget, if you're not go buy some with a friend who CAN drive.

If you can't buy weights try doing excerises that use your body weight. Excerises Like wall push ups, pulls-up, Single leg squats. For raw stregth try doing some Isometric excerises.

get a pair of 20 and 30 lbs dumbbells.

this is a good suggestion, get dumbbells you can add weight to, you can get 20-30lbs per and then buy some more weight as you need it, its not particularly expensive but a good set of dumbbells will allow you to do a lot
