fatass looking for worthwhile fitness plan Anonymous
im 5'9", approx 280 lb, and looking to drop about 20 lb by new years... i have decent cardio endurance for a tubby bastard, so im thinking a walk/jog/hike program... i've already started eating healthier foods (ie less cake) in the meantime...

1. is this goal reasonable?
2. how much cardio a day/week does /fit/ recommend?
3. what else should i do to help the process?
