If you want kicks to be more powerful and running to be easier, well it may sound cliched, but squats. By increasing the max effort your muscles can put out, you will not only be able to kick harder but longer too, as your legs will be used to higher levels of resistance. You need to do something you can only do 1-5 reps of to make maximum strength gains.
