Skipping meals tends to lead to overeating. Your 3:00 PM "snack" is probably a meal in itself. The "handful" of Rice Krispies you have not only is probably more than an average handful, but it also is calories that aren't being used. You eat them and they break down into fats or whatever they do while you sleep. You should eat breakfast, you should eat lunch, and you should eat dinner. Some may say eat more meals, but smaller. But you shouldn't be eating 1 meal a day. That leads to gorging.
