I'm trying to clean bulk and I need to get some things straight.1. The difference between a dirty bulk and clean bulk is that dirty bulking is from eating bad foods, right?2. For cardio, I'm switching to HIIT. Would it be okay to do that 5-6 times a week for burning off extra fat?3. Do you still eat as much on rest days as you would on lifting days?
For the first question, I'm sure clean bulking is when you eat lean, healthy foods, while dirty bulking is when you eat fattening, unhealthy stuff, which leads to being a muscle-fatguy.
dirty bulking is getting weight gain and shit from fast food places. lots of protein, but not very balanced macronutrient-wise.
