6 packs on a girl aren't that hot, in my opinion.
But anyway, to get fit like that she needs to do the following:
-Cardio 3-4 times a week, starting at 30 minutes/day and moving up to 60 mins. High Intensity Interval Training is the most effective. -Refined sugar and saturated fat intake should be kept to a minimum -NO TRANS FATS. SRSLY -Calorie intake should be whatever her Basal Metabolic Intake is. But if she's hungry, she should eat. Hunger = body hanging onto fat. -Light, full-body weight lifting after cardio. To get sculpted abs like that, she'll need many variations of crunches, sit-ups, side bends, leg raises, etc.
Most of all, you need to encourage her. Tell her how lean she looks and how glad you are she's going for a healthier body
