I am 21, been working out since I was about 16, in fairly good shape, but I've hit a strengh platoue.

So what are your opinions of prohormones, natural test boosters? ya, or nay? And any inpute on LG's Methyl Masterdrol?

op, how high are your lifts?

OP here.

I'm 5'9" and weigh 162lbs, my bench has been stuck at about 240 for the past three months. I've tried high reps, low reps, pyramiding, different set styles. Eating moar, etc. No change.

maybe change your routine up? Instead of using the bar, try dumbells?

Either do another exercise or stop benching completely for about a month. You'll lose little muscle but are likely to start putting on again if you start training again.
Or: Creatin for 4-6 weeks.
