I just accidentally a extra large chicken shish kebab, and $6 worth of doner kebab, from a turkish take out.

I'm on a 1800 kcal per day diet, but that's all I've eaten today. Am I OK if I don't eat anything else, or do I need to go purge, /fit/?

Eat as many times as normal, just a little less than usual. It's more important to have multiple meals and keep your metabolism kicking along -- just exercise harder to burn off the extra calories.

Chicken shish is actually very healthy, so that couldn't of been more than 700 calories. The doner kebab on the other hand is very bad, you probably had around 1000kcals in that shit. But you're alright. Just don't eat anything else you fat nigger.

I agree with everybody that's stated that just have the rest of your meals as per normal, maybe have them smaller portions. Or hell, if not just have all the rest of your meals properly, let this be your cheat meal.

You'll find it's actually good for you once in a while. Metabolic kick.

Get up early tomorrow and work out as usual.. you might even find that at the end of this week your fat loss may be higher than normal.
