I don't seem to sweat during my runs, but when I get home my shirt is a little soaked in the back, and around the chest area.

I have flab. Not sure if I can burn it off or if I need to watch my diet or if it's fat I can't get rid of unless I go through surgery. Do sit ups burn fat, cause I don't really sweat when I do sit ups. Not even sure if I'm doing it right.
