hey /fit/

I'm on a student budget, and the only thing near my college that sells cheap food is an ASDA (Walmart in america) So I but my lunch there everyday

I'm also going to the gym everyday to build up my muscles, what sort of ready made food can I buy that will have some benefit to me?

If you're on a student budget then it'd help you to learn to cook and pre-pack meals.

Google "Monthly Cooking" it work wonders for me.

Also, if you don't have a part-time job already, work at a fast-food joint. Back in high school I could fucking load up on chicken breasts and eggs, and bring some home, and nobody questioned me.

I shop at ASDA. They do 10 turkey breast steaks for £6. Lean, cheap and full of protein. Grills in 6 mins. Cook the lot in one go then you have precooked meat to use in anything all week. Not ready made, but you'll find anything ready made is full of shit.

ASDA have low fat cottage cheese at 38p for a 250g tub. That's 30g of protein with almost no carbs or fat.

I guess these are smartprice ones in the freezer section? I've been looking to get cheaper meats but want to retain some kind of quality.

No these are not smartprice or frozen. Next to the hallalalala meat in my ASDA.
