hey /fit/fags, here's my progression so far.

First picture is week 3 already. Didn't have the bright idea to take pictures before that. My abs and shoulders developed fast, but everything else was pretty weak. You can also tell that i've put on weight (i think)

Still a long way to go, though.

Any suggestions appreciated.

starting was weight 130lbs
Now 140lbs

I eat 3 big meals a day, cut out junkfood and soda. I have yet to incorporate any supplements, but I know its getting to that point where I need to in order to continue seeing good gains.

No, I'm far from insecure. But here is the deal - why did you suddenly change from underwear to nothing? It makes it hard to tell what exactly is changing because in the latter pictures people will be like wtf I don't want to examine his cock just his muscles, and it will distract them from noticing your gains.
