Weights Dyanmics sasuke
I'm just wondering, if anyone here is good in physics.

1.Why are squats more painful on my back if i use a wide grip (wide like the whole bar) than if i use a smallest one possible?
2. Is it true that the more a weight is far away from the middle, the more heavy it feels? (in the pic the green weight makes the barbell heavier than the red one)

There is no pivot...
therefore no "moments of force"
therefore weight is exactly the same...

maybe ur wide grip is working more mucles...
maybe ur form goes to shit when u change grip.
use wide grip,
focus on form, and
use lighter weights, then max...
see what happens and then come back

Did you fail high school physics or something?

it's harder on your core if your arms are spread out.

Shit form. Close grip to tighten upper back. Use lighter weights. Fuck physics.
