??????????????????
So, I have a question.

I want to improve my running speed. I don't know how long it takes me to run a 50 or 100 or anything. I don't run competitively.

What are some good exercises I can do at home or in a small weight room at my apartment complex to build strength in my legs?

Also, do things like a running parachute really help?

I'm 25yo male, if that matters.

see all those 100m runners? don't they look like bodybuilders to you?

main things you can do are deadlift and squat.

but look it up before you do them, and allow your back 72 hours to recover!
