I hate vegetables. Can a good variety of fruits completely replace vegetables?

Maybe there is more sugar in fruit than veggies?

There's TONS more sugar in fruits than in vegetables. Where do you think fructose got it's name from? It's not called vegetose.

So it's a bad idea, then?

Just eat your veggies.

Typically vegetables contain insoluble fiber, while fruits contain soluble fiber. If you neglect one for the other, you'd also be missing out on a huge chunk of nutrition.

I heard generally switching fruits and vegetables are pretty comparable a nutritional value. However dark leafy greens just outright win for some things fruits can't do.

natural sugars is much better than artificial. There's something about refined sugars that does some weird fucking shit to the body. it is possible to have too much concentrated natural sugars as well, for example in juices they should be diluted by 50%. As for fruits, I don't know, I was taught it was okay to eat... well as much for its as you want.

I tell you this. When I cut all the crap foods ( television dinners, cookies, ice cream, shit with bar codes... etc. ) and replaced them with buckets of fruit entirely I lost roughly 30 pounds in 2 months. That's all the proof will ever need, the evidence that worked on my own body.

REVERSAL!

Are vegetables really all I need for a healthy life? No vile fruit shit required?
