What are some good cardio exercises I can do without equipment ie. weights, long rubber bands...

I have stairs?

I want to drop a dress size within 4-5 weeks, is it possible? If not, what is the most I could lose within that time?

And yes, you can drop a dress size within 4-5 weeks if you keep to your programme.
>> sasuke
You got to understand something. We inherited the bodies of our predecessors. They were living a world much different than ours. All was very simple. No physical culture or dumbells. Only survival and lions.
Keep that in mind.

The dress size ting is probably doable. I lost like an inch and a half in a month of exercising.

My girlfriend's sister was 6'5. She was a fucking freak.
My girlfriend was 6'1.

And, as this is inevitable, I'll do it so no one else wastes their time.

Good sir, I don't think you have a girlfriend.
Enjoy your 6'1" hand.

How fucking hard is it to multiply by 2.2 using a calculator that is on every fucking pc?

She's 165.

hi, im 180.34 cm and 18.5714286 stones, plz halp me.
>> Anonymous
>>299711
Pfft, get used to it. I'm fine with metric and imperial.

Imperial height is a cunt though.
WHY LIST IT IN TWO FUCKING MEASUREMENTS?
Fucking Americans and their inability to work with decimals.

/endrage
Seriously though, converting height in feet to height in cm is always a pain in ass.
>> Anonymous
>>299718
guess what, that number after the decimal is also another unit of measurement.
>> Anonymous
>>299724
Then why don't we say 6.4 feet instead of 6'5"?
>> Anonymous
Feet and inches are based on human proportions. And we are all used to them since we were little.

we are not changing for any fucking eurofags.

>>299728
wat does that have to do with this?

i was referring euro fag raging about us using two different measurements(albeit, i will acknowledge that its retarded to use them as opposed to SI)

so you're 1.8 meters tall? then you're 1 meter, 8 decimeters tall

>>299740
>wat does that have to do with this?
disregard that i suck cocks. i see wat you're saying now.

i dunno lol
>> Anonymous
>>299740
Yep
Well, I'm 180.5cm, but I cbf converting it properly.

>>Feet and inches are based on human proportions.

Correction, feet and inches USED to be based on human proportions.

Currently, an inch is defined as 2.54 centimeters. So quite literally, the english system is based on the metric system...because it's better overall and based on more scientific measurements. I'm as american as you are buddy, but metrics > english system.

Or you could say that you were 1 metre, 4 decimetres and 40 centimeters tall. The point is that it is redundant.

Europe is fucking retarded too. Especially the English.

Pic related for where I am from.

>> w/ CSCS + BS in exerc phys
amphetamines, infrequent binging, (frequent if followed by purges), lots of stress, smoking, not sleeping, OCD, etc.

you obviously dont give 2 shits about being /fit/ or even healthy, as you only care about the external results for a TEMPORARY period of time.

so just get it done the fun/easy way. it works great for the rich and famous (models+hollywood)

sasuke,
very astute observation. so often we get caught up in the minutia of modern day life. it is quite refreshing to see that it really all is that simple.

cheers

No, stop that, don't encourage more drivel from him.

His response was completely unhelpful and off topic. We inherited the bodies of our predecessors? Only survival and lions? Please.

There was an awesome circuit training workout from some dude on the other thread. It goes (in immediate progression)

1. run in place and lift your knees 10 times each
2. 5-10 pushups (these woulda been claps but I'd imagine u couldn't do em lol)
3. 10 burpees (look it up)
4. 10 jumping jacks

Do it at least 3 times. Do this circuit 3-4 times a week. Try to make each workout faster than the last.
Enjoy.
>> sasuke
>>300488
yes you can go a long way with just the basics

>>300506
i dont remember what sasuke meant. physical activity was common and spontaneous for everyone back then. you didn't think "i should train my legs today", because they were in good health from being active and hunting lions.
>> Anonymous
>>300521
>they were in good health

No, almost nobody was in good health back then. Between illness, lack of hygiene, and malnutrition, the average lifespan was significantly lower than it is today.

Did the stress of everyday survival keep them somewhat strong and thin? Yes, but it was not a healthy lifestyle, by any stretch of the imagination.

>>299696

Err, you do realize that your weight is totally healthy for your height, right? Cardio would probably be good to tone you up, but weight loss really necessary here.

How big are we talking up top?
