yeah i have some except on my upper arm. its due to working out and probably because of the increased contact with unsanitary surfaces such as benches.. also more sweat = dirtier skin. try using an exfoliating(sp?) wash after a workout. should help clear it up

clearasil acne cleanser ... never tried it. Once i got it. BAM 3 days and my ugly ass face looked a lot better

I actually find that sweating cleans my pores from blackheads. Training = good.
What else to do: Stay away from acne products, they are too aggressive (except BPO).
Use a neutral, sensitive shower gel.
Shower twice a day, don't rub, but pat gently.
Sun helps.
Use BPO.
Avoid milk.
Avoid sugar.

correction. the sun makes acne worse.

its a misconception that sun helps.. all sun does is tan the skin and make the pimples less noticeable, but it doesnt actually help.

I have suffered from acne for 17 years now and I can assure you that nothing beats a slight sunburn.
It activates the skin and forces it to repair.

Exposure to ultraviolet radiation is often used for acne caused by bacteria as the radiation can help kill off surface bacteria. You can get this from sun lamps or good old fashioned sunshine. But yeah, too much and you could end up damaging your skin more.

If you aren't already using a zit wash that has salicylic acid I'd suggest getting some. It keeps my acne down to an acceptable minimum. Beyond that, there are pills you can get prescribed from a doctor, but I have no experience with them.

I find that if I exercise, then sit around in my sweaty clothing, I tend to get back acne. If I shower immediately after exercising, it nearly goes away completely.

Oil and dirt blocking your pores cause little infections called pimples. Clean them, bask in air and sunshine, maybe even do sports, and clean them when you go inside. Every time you're outside, you accumulate dirt on you. You don't get pimples as much on other body areas because of clothes, etc, unless they're tight along the buttline blocking your pores there.

tl;dr: Rubbing alcohol.
