Dear /fit/, I have a number of questions for you today . . .

1) Flabby upper arms and thighs. What do you do about them? I've been working out, but sadly now I'm just disproportioned, with a nice waist and stomach and calves and ass, but still have flabby upper arms and thighs. What should I do, and how long would it be before I saw results?

2) I'm a mental case and started plucking hairs out of my legs during winter instead of cutting myself (in before emo and an hero and wtfever, I can't wear long sleeves because I get hot too easily, okay?), and now I'm like fuck I'm stupid, because now my legs looks like shit. Dotted with red spots all over. Anything I can do to make this at least look better? Sick of family members giving me shit about it.

3) One dread word: bacne. What to do about it?

TL;DR - Flabby arms and legs even though I work out, fucked up and scabby and red legs, bacne. What to do? (Especially when you have a beach trip coming up in early July.)

Lol wow you must live in the boonies.

Get a regular sleep schedule, like wake up and go to bed everyday at the same time. Get 15-20 minutes of sunlight a day onto your acne-ridden skin. Use hot water, not luke warm or scalding hot water, but just hot. Once that sufficiently opens your pores, gently rub antibacterial soap onto the affected area. Rinse and repeat 2 times. The second time you lather up, keep the soap on. But now turn the hot water to cool water. Now rinse. This way, the pores should close up with some minute amounts of soap in them.

Good luck

Anon below you has it right. I live out in the boonies. Unless you want to drive for two+ hours there aren't many specialist doctors around here, so they're picky about their patients. You have to have a doctor's referral and even then they might decide not to see you.

Thank you! I will definitely give that a shot.

No probs, I took me years of trial and error to figure that stuff out on my own. Then I found /fit/, and people were doling out the same advice.

i know this will sound weird, but here it goes.

rub hand sanitizer on ur face/acne effected areas.

i use just normal facewipes in the shower, then before bed, i rub hand sanitizer (99.9% alcohol) on my face and shoudlers (only places i get acne) and it works really well, i have almost no acne.
