Hello /fit/, I have this problem of not being able to eat in the morning right after I get up before leaving for work. If I do eat something I get fucking diarrhea 5 minutes later, it's that bad. Is there any solution for this?

yea, don't eat in the morning or just have a piece of toast or something

i usually wake up pretty early but don't eat till about 10, lunch 2-3, dinner 7-8

Problem is I leave very early for work, lunch is only at 12, and we're not allowed to eat in between breaks. So not eating is not a really great solution when at the moment I just starve for a few hours until lunch.

yeah, just eat a big breakfast and wear a diaper.
See? every problem has a simple solution.

lol'd

I also have the same problem. I'm starving right now, it's noon and I won't be able to eat until 2 (I woke up at 9.) If I eat, I get nauseous and shit my guts out. I just deal witht the hunger, but I suppose I could recommend taking a few NutriGrain bars or something with you?

don't eat heavy foods.
Same thing happens to me if I eat eggs, bacon, etc.
I eat a small bowl of shredded wheat, or some other cereal with lots of fiber.

When your off work, and can control the day more, experiment with eating lots in the morning. Go slow.

>>between breaks
On full time shift my company policy generally requires breaks less than every 2 hours. But the local law only says every 5. How often do you get any kind of break at all?

Also, consider bending (breaking) the rule, hide some small discrete healthy food, a bottle of water, to drink at a moment when you won't get fired. Sneak it in, a nondescript bag. It's a stupid rule

Agreed, depriving you of food? What kind of fucking company are they trying to run?

Breakfast IS the most important meal of the day. The optimal thing to do for health and fitness is to eat right when you wake up.

Your best bet is to find food that you can stomach, and maybe only stick to a small amount. Breakfast should be your biggest meal, but if you can't handle a big meal at least eat something. Worse comes to worse drink a glass of orange or milk.
