Losing weight Anonymous
I use to be 220 and dropped to 165 in a year and some change. Run 3-4 times a week and lift about the same amount but i don't really have a set diet and i'm wanting to lose the weight faster. Any suggestions for a diet and also wondering if the diet supplements work. I seen one that said i could burn 12 times more calories from working out but that sounded like bullshit.
