Sup /fit/I'm 15 and on the highschool football team (underage b& etc). I work out three times a week and run atleast 2 miles every week, I weigh 185 and I'm 5 foot 2. I work out Monday, Wendsday, and Thursday. Monday workout is towel press (Bench press where you put a pad under your shirt and control the bar to go up when it touches the pad.) and box SQUATZ (put bar on shoulders, sit on box, stand back up). Wednesday is CLEANZ and deadlift. Thursday is SQUATZ and bench press. I have barely lost a pound of fat, and yes I am dieting.Pic unreleated
tl;dr why the fuck can't I lose weightI play defensive line right now but I'm too weak and the OL can pretty much destroy me, if I lose weight I could play a skill position like CB or safety or LB
