Hey /fit/

It's been a while since I started working out, but when I first began, I used to get these terrible headaches. Suddenly, I'm getting them again and I don't know why. I'll be listening to music and when I'm done, it'll feel like the music just went up like 50 points. Does this happen to anyone else?

You're dehydrated, most likely.

it could be a few reasons

1- your music could be up too loud, now i know me, i get psyched and into the music that i crank it up full blast
2- dehydration - could be lacking in minerals and fluids
3- you breathing (or lack of should i say) is wrong. breathe out during hard part, in during easy part

What these guys said. Also, might want to get your blood pressure checked, just in case.

Decibel. Volume went up by 50 decibels. Music does not go anywhere by any points.

You don't say "my squat went up by 50 points".

Basic english 101, learn it or be though of as a retard. Up to you. Inb4internetzlolwutenglish.

relax bro. We all understood. Just like how we can understand 3 year olds. But that doesn't mean you have to talk like one.
