I'm looking to start some weight training but I have a problem. I can honestly say I despise doing any weight lifting that requires actually using weights or a machine; however, whenever I do exercises that just use my body weight I don't mind them at all. I am more willing to push myself if I'm doing a body weight exercise than if I'm doing something on a machine or with free weights. What are some good exercises I can do other than just plain push ups that will help me weight train without using any actual equipment?

If doing weight training is going to require me to use equipment then I just won't do it so I would like a real answer thanks.

Why?

Do 1000 pushups, 1000 jump squats, 1000 situps, and 500 pull ups every day. Then start accusing everyone that is bigger than you of taking steroids. Sage.

SQUATZ. Make sure you use a heavy(400lbs+) weight and remember to grip the bar really hard. Its a fully body workout.

Don't listen to all these other faggots, calisthenics are just fine. Me personally I'm a fan of weights, but have a couple friends who are strictly calisthenics. They have gotten extremely good results from it too, although it took them a bit longer than myself. Heres a video of some well known calisthenics athletes.

You dislike weights because they are hard. They are hard because you are a pussy that refuses to lift.
