good core exercises for crappy back Anonymous
What are some good core exercises? I've done lots of arms in my the past two workouts. Thinking squats, deadlifts, etc. I want to do more squats, but my lower back hurts. so how do I strengthen my lower back

those platform things. planks or whatever. sit up on your forearms, then both sides... also lay on those situps things and grab a plate or something and do some twisting situps

Next time you work out you should try using the roman chair, also ab stuff and those twist things using medicine balls.
