Ranger handbook eh? ill have to look that up as well, and once again im hesitant on cutting down on the running...i guess ill have to suck it up and cut some cardio if nothing else helps in 3-4 weeks. >>268514 Hm..i hate rice...oh well ill give it a shot, ill just look up some good recipes or something, and body weight exorcises..all i really have access to is my dumbbells and then i run and sit ups and shit...-25,35, and 40 pounds, two of each- will these due or should i drive an hour and a half to get to a actual gym where i can use the machines that they have and weight room?
