Dear /fit/,
My current workout is not working for me anymore and I need something a little bit more organized. Currently I just do a full body workout 3 days a week. I did the research and learned that its better work a separate area of your body on lifting days.
I have decided to change my workout schedule to
Sunday: Lower Body
Monday: HIIT
Tuesday: Upper body
Wednesday: HIIT
Thursday: Core
Friday: HIIT
Saturday:Rest

Now I know most of the exercises that I should be doing for upper body and lower body, although I need some pointers on the core workout. Any suggestions?
