I´m going on a four month slow progress diet, which I´m planning keeping for life, combined with 30 minutes of jogging in the threadmill.

I´m in most need of before-after pics and or sites where there are collections of pics with people who took them everyday to watch their progress.

BTW: that is me, but I gained 22.1 pounds since then and well, it feels like shit.

I´m talking about losing 44 pounds in 4 months. I can run 45 minunes a day easily on the threadmill, but some inspiration to look at for this time would not be bad.

Breakdancing is great, but is so intense that I don´t burn fat. Also I´m tall (6.1ft) so my breakdancing is kinda limited. Also it is destroying my knees.

Right now I must focus on weight loss and nothing else.

Of course I don´t have a threadmill, I use the gym´s. They have a small yard with a fountain, and a tv to watch anything while you run. They also have a couple of elipticals, two stationary bikes, and some weird ones that I don´t know.
