Hey, /fit/.I was just informed today that I am being casted in a film project for school, as a fighter. The film is basically a rip-off of Never Back Down, but that isn't the point. Putting it simply, I want to know some exercise routines that would help me get toned or look better before shooting starts. Any help will be greatly appreciated, fellas.
