quick question, /fit/, am I supposed to eat before or after exercising? or both?

I do both.

If you're doing heavy lifting, simple carbs and protein afterwards for an insulin spike. Dextrose over fructose, but if fructose is all you have then whatever. Mix orange juice with vanilla whey, not bad.

Just do some research though. Google is your friend..
