OP, look into acquiring a large amount of dried spices. Avoiding liquid stuff usually lets you avoid HFCS, but beware if you are watching your salt intake, and some spices load themselves with sugar. Powdered or dried spices are generally the only things I use. Sriracha isn't too bad, but does have some sugar in it.
