I'm a skinny bastard, believe me, I'm 5'9'', 133, and I've always been wondering. How do I get a six pack? My body fat percentage is under ten, yet they don't show. It's kind of odd, and I was wondering what was up.

You might need to go even further under 10%, but most likely, you just need to increase the size of your abdominals.

When undeveloped, your abs are flat sheets of muscle. But with ab conditioning, they will start to "bulge" out. Try a regimen of several different abdominal exercises 3 times a week. Things BESIDE crunches. There are tons out there but make sure you get variety.

Couple this with eating more protein to rebuild your abs, and you'll start to see more definition in a matter of weeks.

Some people have genetic predispositions to shallow abdominal tendons.

Exercise to make the muscles bigger to counteract the shallow tendons.

Weighted incline crunches and hanging leg raises are good. Plus squats, deadlifts etc... as well.

The secret to getting larger muscle is heavy weight, low reps, multiple sets, and SLOW down reps, quick up reps. Resisting gravity will tear your muscle up and cause them to grow bigger.

So ankle weighted leg raises, ankle weight captains chair, weighted crunches, pretty much anything weighted.

Buut, it's not the best for performance. Like for running. Like you do. It's the best for being a narcissistic, cute of t shirt wearing, beach lounging, beach muscly, tan in a can little faggot.

You can't do heavy weight slowly, because it's fucking heavy. It might be moving slowly, but if you're lifting heavy, then you're trying to move as fast as you can
