My girlfriend wishes to loose some fat and gain a 6 pack. what would the best excersize be for her?
Pic kinda related, this isnt a picture of her but she has a belly like it on the left and she wants to end up looking like something on the right.

Everybody already has a 6-pack. It's just a matter of getting rid of enough body fat so that it is revealed.

Crunches and other ab exercises will make a 6 pack more obvious, but they alone are not enough to reveal a 6 pack. There must be fat loss.

Find out her daily calorie needs, count calories, have a deficit of around 500-700 calories.

Do HIIT, and weight train with squats, deadlift, presses, lunges. All using freeweights.

6 packs on a girl aren't that hot, in my opinion.

But anyway, to get fit like that she needs to do the following:

-Cardio 3-4 times a week, starting at 30 minutes/day and moving up to 60 mins. High Intensity Interval Training is the most effective.
-Refined sugar and saturated fat intake should be kept to a minimum
-NO TRANS FATS. SRSLY
-Calorie intake should be whatever her Basal Metabolic Intake is. But if she's hungry, she should eat. Hunger = body hanging onto fat.
-Light, full-body weight lifting after cardio. To get sculpted abs like that, she'll need many variations of crunches, sit-ups, side bends, leg raises, etc.

Most of all, you need to encourage her. Tell her how lean she looks and how glad you are she's going for a healthier body

Most of this was right, HIIT 3\4 times a week, no food for 90 minutes after. No carbs AT ALL after 3pm, keep calories below resting metabolic rate, eat alot of fibre and drink alot of water to feel fuller.

If she wants to build her abdominal muscles, it's squats, overhead squats and deadlifts, anyone who talks about building a 6 pack by doing ab specific work is like saying leg extension> squat.

She does some weights at the gym about 2-3 times a week, so doing some high intensity cardo will help alot?
she is after a sculpted body nice a lean but not stick thin.

Encouraging her is not a problem, she is motivated she knows what she wants but i just wanted to guide her a little.

Problem is, a girl with a six pack is probably too low on body fat, low enough that she may not be cycling (you know what i mean) regularly. That's not good and it's not healthy.

Depends on the girl and how deep the cuts are/how low the body fat is. Under 11% or so and the girl will probably be having troubles. Though athletes in general have off periods due to hormonal changes.

Either way a girl with abs is more then welcome to a dose of my spunk spread on her stomach.

Research what figure and fitness competitors do pre-competition. Most people don't have visible abs all the time, they get it during a cutting cycle and make it look more visible with diuretics and good lighting. Actually having a very low % bodyfat is unhealthy if it is sustained too long.
