i run every day and i need to improve my endurance running very quickly, so i can't afford to lose mobility by working out my legs all the time.

is it enough to do squats, hamstring curls, calf raises, deadlifts, and hip abductors just once a week?

inb4deadliftsarefortheback. i know.

No, I don't think so. That would be a controlled thing. They are cutting off his not so sterile pants, guessing this was unplanned...

it doesn't really, leg machines in the end are to make sure your lower body isn't lop sided with your upper body. When not working out focus on your lower back, stomach and legs. Arms and chest don't need to be worked out if you don't want it.
