What are some good exercises to get rid of manboobies?

I do around 2 hours of cardio a day and I have a dumbbell set (pairs ranging from 20-50lbs)

If it's just fat, you can't spot reduce. You have to just lose weight.

If it's gynecomastia, the only option is surgery.

Eat better

look up an article called massive eating by John Berardi.

it's got the math to figure out your daily calorie needs etc

I am eating right, trust me.

And no, I don't have gynocemastia. I'm just a fatty. No puffy nipples or any of that business.

So, I should just stick to cardio?

If you're underage b&, gynecomastia usually goes away with puberty.

I'm 19.

I don't have fucking gynocemastia. Learn to read.

bench press.

Your pic is very related. Quad work releases testosterone. Testosterone makes everything about losing weight go easier and counteracts the estrogen that made you have boobies.

1. Dont do 2 hours of cardio
2. Make sure your diet supports your goal
3. Look up a strength building program
4. Lift weights

I would suggest bulking, take it from someone whos had man boobs. Putting on mass then losing weight is better then just trying to cut with no muscle. I would suggest a simple strength building routine like on here

with cardio 2x a week

I don't have a gym membership, nor can I get one. Cardio and standard/dumbell exercises are my only options.

The reason I can't get one is because I'd have to sign a year-long deal with the gym for $45 a month, and I can't do that, as I'm moving in early October.

dummbells are enough. Bench press three times a week.

Prolonged hypocaloric state, protein and weight lifting. Have fun.

you need AT LEAST a 1:1 ratio of pushing to pulling. if you bench 3x a week, you have to row at least 3 times a week.

or something like

barbell bench
barbell row
facepulls

barbell bench
external rotation
cable rotation

barbell bench
dumbbell row
pullups
