2 500mg tylenol, 2 200mg ibprofen, 100-500 mg caffeine (adjust to bodyweight and caffeine resistance)
Tylenol and ibprofen have different active ingredients, which don't interfere with each other, though taking such large doses is a bad idea long-term. caffeine has a pain killer like effect on its own, and has been found to increase the effectiveness of over the counter pain killers such as tylenol and ibprofen.
Stretching and warming up beforehand will help alot aswell.
