Hey /fit/ I need advice for gaining weight in a healthy manner.

This might seem like some sort of paradox but no matter how much I eat or lift weights my weight somehow manages to stay the same. I'm in pretty good shape and I eat healthy most of the time, getting alot of Protien etc but nothing seems to work, any advice?

Don't worry about gaining weight unless you plan on bodybuilding professionally.

Breakfast consisting of Wheat based cereal, sandwich for lunch, large dinner usually beef,pork of chicken based. Pasta and vegetables there aswell. Porridge after that before I go to sleep.

Well I dont plan on bodybuilding professionally but I think due to my height of 5ft 11" and only being 8 1/2 stone (Britfag here) i'd be classed as underweight so I wanna get that fixed.

I have a relativley small stomach (I dunno if thats right or not) just a little bit overthat is pretty much my limit for a meal each sitting.
