Ok /fit/ i need to get my fatass into shape, ANd because of my work the best way I see to do things is to workout at home and I already have weights now I just need something for my cardio.

So what do you think will give the max burn ? A stationary Bike or a Rowing Machine ?

Stationary bike. Elevate the seat to the point where you're barely able to peddle. Do intense cardio, but here's the trick, peddle BACKWARDS. And sit backwards while you peddle backwards. Message your throat with your hands as you do this to help work out your thyroids.

You will lose wait fast.
