Hey /fit/, I've got a question.How would lack of fiber in your diet hinder weight loss?
Because you would be backed up with shit
It will make pooping really bad.
Fiber moves food through your intestine preventing it from being digested fully. Digesting food makes you gain weight.
Also, fibrous foods fill you up better for less calories.
NotOP here.I try and eat high fiber foods as much as I can but how much should I be getting total each day? Should I supplement with those powders or something?
