Which would be a more effective workout for all around fitness;

Working out 12 muscle groups every day but with only 1 set for each
OR
Working out 4 muscle groups a day doing 3 sets each.
OR
Working out 6 muscle groups a day doing 2 sets each

each set being 25 reps with for the first set using as much weight as I can then TRYING for 25 on the following sets using the same weight.

Weight training builds muscle, so if you want strength some guys swear by 2 sets of 5, others 3x5.

If you want cardio, run.

To hit your whole body, do compound excercises when possible. Squats, cleans, and bench press, crunches for abs, pull ups for back

I dont want big muscles that gas fast I want all around fitness, just to be clear.

When I say 25 reps of as much as I can I mean as much weight as I can manage do actually do the first set of 25 with.

Muscle size is ultimately decided by genetics. If you think that the "way" you workout will affect that, you're mistaken. Otherwise everyone who worked out like Dorian Yates would BE dorian Yates. All doing 25 reps is gonna do is build muscle slower, and build muscular endurance (rather than strength)

If that doesn't bother you, go for it.

Fitness is strength+speed taking into consideration the duration of time said strength and speed can be sustained
General Athleticism
Clearly most bodybuilders arent going do sprint the 100m dash in 10 seconds and clearly most sprinters marathon runners, etc arent going to bench a truck.

Olympic Gymnasts would be a good example of who I consider to be very fit
