Hay fags, I don't squat. I don't do any lifts for my legs. Well, I do deadlift, but I do that for lower back strength.

I do bicycle commute about 25 miles a week. And I've been going for training rides on the weekends too which are ~25 miles a stint.

I do lift 4 days a week, but only upper body obviously. I'm 6' @ ~165. Low bodyfat, never had it measured though.

Am I going to get cancer of the quadriceps from not doing squatz?
