OP here again, really wishing this board had an edit feature
I just did some calculations and my breakfast is usually: 420 Cal 14~g fat 32g carb 20g sugar 60g protein
My lunch is: 246 Cal 10g fat 26 carb 14g protein
My Protein Shake is: 420 Cal 14~g fat 32g carb 20g sugar 60g protein
My dinner is: Usually changing, but usually consists of chicken, eggs, or shrimp. This is a rough estimate/average 290 Cal 9g fat 25g carb 35g protein
I also usually will have an orange with my lunch, some fruit with my breakfast, and some veges with my dinner. Didn't take any fruits into account for nutrition/calories. I usually have a protein or granola bar at some point during the day, so add 200 cals, 10g protein, and 15 carbs.
