/fit/ i play varsity football for my school but may lose my spot starting to a kid faster than me how could i train my speed and agility more?

You need to start squatting and deadlifting a lot more weight, work on your explosive olympic lifts, and adding in some plyometric drills. Agility will come with practice.

plyometric drills as in the easy understandable ones or the complex ridiculous ones lol

easy to understand works better in most cases... just because it's complex, doesn't mean it's good

The power clean is great for explosive speed.

Hi. I'm the faster kid.

Well, not YOUR faster kid - but I'm the guy who shot up through the ranks in high school sports, specifically football. But I digress - this is how I did it. A lot of sprinting and plyometric drills at first, to build form and your mind's ability to fire muscles faster. Once you're good with that, throw in powerlifting (work all lifts, but focus HARD on the deadlift, and then the squat - and you'd be surprised how important the deadlift is to speed). Once your strength is good enough (see exrx.net standards), do Olympic lifts (especially the snatch and power clean).
