I'm 20 years old and I feel like I have the lower back of a 60-80 year old, srsly. I have just random ass lower back painnow I'm also pretty sure I have a bad posture and put too much weight on my lower back aka I spent a year playing wow ina shit ass chair and didnt do anything else, at least I'm hopingbecause if that's the case I can start lifting and eventually gain some lower back mussles and get rid of the pain once and for goodcause if that's not the case I'll be a 20 year old with a terrible lower back in general, which would blow dickTLDR; exercises to do to strengthen lower back please, other than deadliftsalso when I do these lifts, how will I know between lower back pain and lowerback soreness? or should I just ride it out and hope that pain is weakness leaving my body?
DEADLIFTZ FAGGOT
it's fairly easy to determine if the pain is coming from your spine or muscleshyperextensions will probably be a decent start but deadlifts are pretty much essential for back development
yea when I said deadlifts I meant I'm gonna be doing them plenty, not saying that I was looking for an alternate thing...just something else after i've done themand>>271950how do I determine that
Do hyperextensions, rob a bank.
