Whe walking or running I get pains in the back of my legsI've been told two different reasons for this:1. It's the muscles in my leg ripping, they will tear in order to regrow stronger and the pains will go away as I become fitter2. The pains are caused by the impact of me walking because I'm overweightwhich of these is it? I would have thought if it was #2 the pains would be more in the ankle and knee than thereI'm 6' 2 and 120kg if that helps
