What should I change about this diet (in pic/listed below)? This is about what I've been eating every day (vegetarian, sometimes i'll eat fish. Never liked chikkenz or pork) for the past two weeks. Sometimes the fried egg and 2 slices of bread is replaced with some granola cereal. This is usually spread out in 4-5 different eating times.

Breakfast = 1 egg fried, 2 pieces of toasted bread, sometimes some hotsauce. Banana

Lunch = trail mix, normal variety and tropical variety (bananas, papaya or some shit, other odd fruit). I'm in the car for this meal.

At work I have a yogurt.

For dinner I have a big salad, with some light raspberry dressing, 1 chopped boiled, sunflower seeds, maybe some cheese. Usually has carrots n stuff in it.

I'm aiming for weight loss, as I'm a fatass (~300lb, jiggling blob of goo etc.) I've been walking for 45mins - 1.5 hrs each day, doing some basic lifting with the few weights I have (~50lbs... probably going to buy more.) Also been doing crunches and bodyweight exercises (AIRSQUATZ/lunges).

Is this a fairly balanced diet?

you need more vegetables.

try making veggie meatloaf from scratch for dinner. There are plenty of easy recipes out there on the net. Also try investing in a crock pot, so you can make delicious soups (full of veggies) and other foods before you go to work. When you get home it'll be all done. Goodwills usually have perfectly nice crock pots for less than five dollars if you're not willing to shell out for a brand new model.

I have a crockpot, but I figure I eat enough vegetables o.o 4-5 servings usually, lots of the time as snacks. Carrots, raddishes, peppers, etc

Seriously that diet is a pretty good start. It should work for several weeks after than change it up.

If you exercise then add more protein in there

i'd change the eggs sooner. if it's repeating like that daily i'd get sick of eggs within days. vary your protein sources, the more the better

Really good start. Up the Protein to 30 and lower the Carbs to 40 and you've got it totally dialed in.
