hey /fit/ quick questionI do plenty of cardio exercise but what im asking is what are some simple compound weight exercises that I can do to build up some strength and put on a little bit of bulk?I am not interested in isolation exercises as I want to run my laps/bike, lift then gtfo of the gym as soon as possible while hitting as much of my body with the weight exercises as possibleso what exercises/routines do you think would be beneficial to my fitness?what i have so far isdeadliftsquatzwhat else am i missing??
