Bench max Curl max Pushup max Pullup max Chinup max Deadlift max Squat max
Max out till failure for 2sets and wait a few days till you're not sore anymore.
Ask a fitness counselor for help on creating a schedule. In all honesty you're probably not going to bulk up, but you can very easily tone your body out and make yourself much stronger than you currently are.
Gaining a lot of weight for a skinny guy requires a very strict regimen of constant eating, rigorous heavy lifting, and sleep. If you step off the routine for a month, you'll start losing weight again.
