problem with calves Anonymous
So i have an issue with my calves that tends to bother me. No matter what exercises i do, whenever i do them to my limit (or sometimes even before) my legs start to shake uncontrollably (mostly around calves) I've tried doing legs first and then everything else: didnt work. I've tried doing legs last: didnt work. I've tried doing a lot of stretching before and after my workout, never works. It happens even when i do ab exercises which require me to keep my legs straight. My legs refuse to straighten, and when i force them, they shake again until i'm forced to bend them to finish my workout. Anyone on /fit/ have a clue what this could be?

Could be that you're not properly hydrated or are lacking electrolytes. Are you constantly drinking water through your workout?

do you get leg tremors any other time? sitting? laying down?

maybe you need to eat more? Is it the same thing with the rest of your exercises? Are you physically exhausted the whole time?

I drink water occassionally through my workout, but i dont drink a fuckton because it weighs you down.

Most of the time i try to physicall exhaust myself because i do a fullbody workout once every 2 days. I'm a fairly small/thin guy (5'6", about 130 lbs, like 9-10%bf) but i do eat like a fucking bear, its my metabolism, but i don't think i'm malnourished, i've been there and all i ever do is puke, and my stomach never bothers me during workouts. As for the rest of my exercises, it happens at random times. The strangest i can think of was when was benching. In the middle of my set it just started shaking violently. Then, when i sat up, it stopped. Of course it kept happening as i attempted to bench so i stopped and moved onto something else..
