I get incredible cravings sometimes and then I just have to eat it.
how can I get rid of them? and it feels like I'm hungry all the times, and I'm eating more than usual. even though I'm on a diet to loose weight.

Buy World of Warcraft. You will get sooooo sucked into the game that you will forget to eat, work, shower, go to school, and sleep. You will also forget to workout, but at least you won't be eating.

OR

You will just buy a bunch of hot pockets and put a microwave and a mini-freezer next to your computer.

today I ate two sandwiches with some wierd norwegian topping and scrambled eggs with salmon. then i ate two carrots a half cucumber and then some chips and then some brownies and at last vegetable soup and bread.

Keep some healthy snacks around you, unsalted peanuts, fruit, etc munch on those if you're feeling hungry.

for one thing: learn self control. Also, your diet obviously doesn't work, because you have no self control. On the off chance you're not a troll, get used to being hungry.

Just keep everything in moderation. You're pretty cute right now. Don't starve yourself.

No soda/pop/carbonated beverages. Only water.
Limit sugar to be natural, like from fruits and berries and veggies.
Lean proteins - chicken, tuna, fish, beef with NO FAT.
Nuts, water, OATZ, muesli, WHOLE grain foods

Don't stop eating altogether but try to eat healthy. Personally I enjoy eating carrot sticks with some dip and oatmeal with milk+little sugar. Healthy snack bars are good too and fruits of course(nowadays I consume at least four clementines per day, at this time of the year they're delicious). Always buy dark chocolate, you can't eat it as much as milk chocolate.

I've had those. What I did was cut all artificial sweetener out of my diet, and go paleo for a week or two. I really limitted the fruit, though, and just didn't buy and of what I would typically over eat on. If you're in a situation where the groceries are your responsibility, it's kind of obvious what you need to do.
Also, if you have a cheat day/meal, make sure it's at a restaurant.
