/fit/ just a quick question...
I've been working out for a while and I've definitely gotten much stronger. Went from 155 to 200 so far. Is it alright that I'm not really gaining any weight? I eat extremely healthy so I dont know if thats it, but is it alright that I'm gaining strength and endurance without putting weight on?

The way i try to look at it and when i was explaining it was this:

Imagine that your muscles contain so much strength capability in a small area. From training for strength, the capability is more dense per muscle area, which is why building for strength doesnt make you XBOX HEUG. When training to build muscle, its lets say half as dense which is why you may be XBOX HEUG but cannot lift as much as a smaller person can who trains for strength.

Pic related, he isnt HEUG but he is strong.

I may be wrong, so someone correct me if i am.
