Fitness Acheivments~! antifaggot

Me:
Starting weight 155lbs.

Breakfast: eggs, toast, milk, meat(bacon/wateva), orange juice, tatterz or poptarts or something

Lunch: soup and sandwich, milk, fruit. I take my vitamin at lunch.

Supper: Varies. Usually some sort of meat, potatoes, veggies, milk, etc.

In between I'll have a slice or 2 of pizza or some cookies or sandwich and cottage cheese, etc. As well as a protein shake after workout or cardio.

3 months: 170lbs.

I weigh 230-240 with visible abs.

Scary thing is, I only train when I feel like it. Which means very rarely.

Last time I benched, I did 230 lbs for 25 reps. I had a 30-32 inch vertical.

I didn't even train for it. I should try how much I can do now, but I'm too lazy.

Not employed. Tbh, I thought about getting into sports/heavy work, but I'm too lazy for it. Training EVERY day? Maybe injure myself? No way.
Basically, I'm not athletic at all, I don't have the heart or motivation for it, it's just no fun.

You see, I'm kinda a scholar, not a fighter, if that makes sense. I enjoy reading books, meditation, Tai Chi, that kinda thing. Years ago, I was heavily into lifting, Full Contact Karate, etc. Needless to say, I injured myself lots and lots.
I stopped, and since then just do Tai Chi, drawing, reading, etc.

If I told you how I "did it", you wouldn't believe me anyway. You'd accuse me of trolling.

I accuse you of trolling anyway. Why do you find it necessary to lie on a fucking internet image board? No one buys that shit, lifting and gaining strength takes diligent hard work in the gym, not meditating in a field of white lotus flowers, centering your chi, then doing tai chi for three hours.

'Years ago' wouldn't even come into play at this point, you wouldn't be active enough to maintain any kind of real strength just.. Pushing the bad chi out of your limbs, you lying mother fucker.

Excuse the blurry pic, it's related. I'm holding my hand that way because Tai Chi gave me a potbelly, and really, you don't want to see that. Still got visible abs (btw I already went to a doctor because of it , she basically said "wtf, no idea brah").
