i have back pain and it sux, and ive only been doing cardio why is this :(

You have back pain because you do not work your back. Try some deadlifts for the lower back, upright rows for the upper back.

Yeah, I never have back problems. Working on your biceps like curls helps your upper back, you might want to do those.

If you have big breast it causes some back pain on some women. Another possibility is the way you are stepping. Third could be, don't know how how heavy you are, your legs support a lot of weight and compensating by shifting in the way you step. Try some foot gels that help take the load of your feet and a bra that prevents movement from your breast.
