Hello

Graduated BMT for the Air Force and Lost 20 lb's. I was at 183 lb. I go to tech school now and I dont exercise everyday like I used to. What I would like to know is how to build muscle WHILE burning fat. I drink plenty of water already but I would like to train atleast 5 times a week and rest on weekends.

Went 6 days a week, worked out great for me. I'm down 40 since July 18. Jog/Bike/Elliptical, Lift with freeweights. Whey Protein and Oats right after working out. I feel fantastick!

OP here. In BMT you wake up everyday at 4 in the morning and run for 30 minutes doing a form of jogging for 5 minutes, sprinting for 1 minutes very fast, walking for 1 minute, and jogging for 5 minutes. Then when you finish we do 20 pushups, 20 situps, and 10. pyramid pushups. Then stretching to warm down.
