however I'm a lurking new be so someone could correct me, I only weight lift. But I've read frequently here this, and honestly if I wasn't a lazy fuck, I feel I could run a little every day.
on the other hand, a routine that weight lifts everyday targets muscles very particularly. usually you would be more pro-to do that.
