Can I do squats at home without weights? Like, with a backpack filled with heavy stuff?

Do ceiling squats. Basicly, attaching your feets to the ceiling.

You can't use as much weight when you do front squat as if you'd do back squats, so consider front squatting your dog (if you don't have one borrow your neighbor's dog?).

You can use sandbags too but i don't like what happens when you decide to rack them (in this case dropping them to the ground)

A backpack, i can't comment on that because the leverage is different.

Another exercise that you can do with less weights are lunges. Walking lunges. Get a dog around your neck on your back and do walking lunges. Like, 20 lunges.

If bodyweight squats are too easy, you might consider moving to Jupiter. Your bodyweight increases to about 220% of your original weight.

Is the dog absolutely necessary for these exercises?

Also OP, this was actually suggested in another thread. Why didn't you just ask them when you saw it instead of making your own thread.

If you channel chakra to your feet, it will allow you to adhere. It must be noted, though, that it takes a decent level of chakra control to do this.

remember start out with a chihuahuah and work yourself up to a san bernardino, a chihuahua is actually perfect for practicing proper lunging form
