I'm curious if anyone on here has found any good mass building techniques, programs, or excercises that worked exceptionally well.

I recently began focusing on compoud excercises (Squats, deadlifts, benchpress, rows), but before that I had used mostly single joint moves, as my equipment was comprised of a pair of adjustable dumbells and a bench.
