Diet, damn it. That's how fat is lost. Try the fucking watermelon diet, nigra. That's the one where you eat nothing except as many watermelons as you can steal each day.
Also, try deadlifts. I can't squat due to a fucked ACL and other knee problems but I deadlift fine and have strong legs and a killer back. If you can cycle ten miles, you can find at least one exercise that won't hurt.
