hi /fit/ first time posting.3.5 months ago at 137lb, 5'11, i started hitting the gym now im 145lb so im doing some stuff right. the first 3 weeks i was just learning different exercises and shit from copying other ripped people. i got a good tricep/bicep routine so far that im happy with. im looking for a good ab routine, lately all i've been doing is crunches while holding a 25lb weight on my chest. i need a 6pack, my abs never feel like their getting stronger or look any different. i also need a good excercise for my back muscles, the ones ive been doing just make me feel tired but i dont feel the actual muscle.another question i have, is it true am supposed to change my routine for each muscle every 3-4 weeks? some guy told me im supposed to so the muscles dont get used to the exercise or something. but i dont wanna lol, 1 routine is easy to follow.
do over 9000 crunches a day for 6pack
