one week ago I started taking creatine+proteins and after 7 days I gained 3,5lbs. 1st time I actually tried to gain instead of cut and dunno if I should be worried about it or just keep on doing it. I dont wanna gain fat so help me out

I workout 3 times a week(30-45min cardio + 60-90min lifting) I dont eat fat things, sweets. As I said Im taking creatine + protein shake once a day. I eat 4-5 times a day, I used to eat 3 times without creatine+protein and dont gain anything(sometimes even cut) before.

you need fat

It doesn't matter if you eat 4-5 times a day it matters how many calories you're taking in for your bulk.

Creatine also makes you retain water weight more then usual I heard? Not sure though, just something I picked up from somewhere..
