what i've been doing (and i've lost 20 lbs since xmas with work being my only exercise) is when i really want to have fast food, or something like that, i think to myself "when was the last time i ate something really unhealthy?" if it was more than a week or two ago, i'll have something... not a lot, just something... like a double cheeseburger and small fries... the cravings are gone, i don't go insane, and i lose some weight...
