ive been wondering this too. i dont have a big gut or anything or huge moobs, but its clear im not cut and less fit than i'd like to be.
if i dont change my diet (its very little carbs at this point, and moderate lean meat intake, and moderate fruits/veggies, minimal fiber) but i add say... 200 pushups, 200 crunches, and 30min of jump rope 3x a week, can i change my predicament?
