I have been trying to build up my body for the last few yrs. I used to be a little chubby, but have turned that into muscle to work with. Problem I am having now, is that I will be in high school next year and the coaches want me to gain more weight. I eat 6 times a day and still am can't gain.Any and all advise you can give me please.
