Hi /fit/Im a bit slim, but i have nice muscles and look great without a shirt on etc. But Since im trying to get more mass and even bigger muscles i was wondering what factors can ruin muscle growth.ie. I dont drink milk, i drink a lot of coke and energy drinks, i dont sleep enough, i eat lots of sugar products in generaln.. What are all the things that i should stay away from?

how much dose the sugar and the sleep affect muscle growth?
they don't ruin muscle growth.they encourage fat growth.
More fat = less muscle
