Hey /fit/, I'm going to start swimming soon. I just need a few questions answered. First, I'd like to know if any particular style is better for a particular muscle group. I'd also like to know about how long I should swim every day to make a proper workout.Any help would be greatly appreciated, /fit/. Picture is very unrelated.
