i know this is going to sound stupid and some of you are going to get pissed off and start flaming because thats what happens at fit,but im going to ask anyway.i just checked out the crossfit website,but couldnt really find the actual routine anywhere,so if anybody knows the basics about crossfit,then please let me know

iv been doing bodybuilding splits for years,and my physique has come a long way,but i do feel as if gains have slowed down alot lately and im ready to try something new,i just need someone to break it down for me

Crossfit does not include a set regiment, it is only a style and form of excercise that combines a little bit of everything. There is a daily regiment that you can follow, but thats it. There is no 6 week plan or anything like that, it is basically a website with a daily workout.

Check the crossfit website daily. They have a different routine up daily. That's your best bet besides finding a local cross fit gym.

Oh, and one other thing to remember is that with cross fit you aren't body building, you are working everything for every reason. You wont be huge, you wont be the fastest, you wont be able to last the longest, but you'll be big and fit enough as you want to be.
