I was gonna post this in /ck/ but didn't

How are noodles as a carb source while cutting/losing fat? I heard they have a low GI so I thought they would be great. All I'm still hearing is to eat oats, brown rice, bran cereal and whole grain bread. So should I eat the noodles?

if you're going to eat pasta, make it whole wheat. its good to work into a weekly diet plan, but don't rely on it too much, once every one or two weeks is good for variety and health

Lots of calories vs not much food
If you are going to eat food eat something that is filling and you can get a lot of it. 2 oz is tiny portion size and youll be hungry in 10 minutes

hell i love pasta and eat it as an healthy option and works for me. don't be so picky with your food.
