Hey /fit/, what do you think of my workout?

A.) Arctrainer- 40 minutes
B.) Abench- 200 push-ups
C.) Chest Press- 25 reps
D.) Row/Rear Delt- 50 reps
E.) Torso Rotation (both sides)- 50 reps
F.) Ab Crunches- 50 reps

everyday except Sunday, I'm 15 and weigh 175 and I'm 5 foot 9.

Only 40 minutes on arc trainer? At most (with the right resistance) you'll lose 600 calories.
