So, /fit/, I am a bit over weight. I am 20 years old, 6'4" and 310 pounds. For the past two months I have been dieting and exercising like 3,4 times a week. My diet is basically lettuce and turkey sandwiches with whole wheat bread, no mayo or cheese, and salads and shit for dinner. I do half hour hill climbs on a bike, then do weight training.

Usually 20 vertical benches, 20 or so regular benches, 20 rowing things, bicep and tricep curls and some other assorted things.

I have been seeing results, but I'm just curious to see if there is anything I can do to increase the efficiency of my workouts or diets, or if there is something I'm doing wrong. Thanks in advance.

Don't go below 500 of what you need. Do it the healthy way. It will be slower but worth it.

A bit over weight?

At least you're doing something about it though. Just keep biking and shit, the more cardio the better

No seriously, you'd have to see me, I'm very tall and big without being a horrible blubber monster. Of course, when the clothes come off, its not exactly attractive.

Putting on clothes doesn't make you less fat. You have a BMI of about 38, when a healthy BMI should be around the early-to-mid 20s.
