HIIT on a braked elliptical
'sprint' for 50 secs, followed by slow 'walk' for 70 secs...repeat 7 times
tried tabata the other day...20 secs 'sprint' followed by 10 secs slow 'walk' x 8 in a row...was coughing up a lung for an hour afterwards...made my next normal HIIT session feel like a walk in the park, though
>>285283 is that really pushing you? seems like you're resting too much, and you're not supposed to take 'breaks' during HIIT anyways, that defeats the purpose.
