Okay, /b/tard here.

Coming here because I'm not sure where else to go for this advice.

17/5'8"/140Lb

Not skinny, not fat, Just "decent" I guess, but not really in shape by any means, even though I bike some what regularlly.

However, diet is SHIT. I usually only eat once a day, and when I do, it's usually something out of the freezer into the microwave. Hardly any greens, nothing healthy.

So my question: What kind of dietary supplements/vitamins would improve my health?

Eat more. I doubt you can live on one meal a day for very long.
No vitamin C you get scurvy. If you don't get enough essential amino acids, you're kinda fucked too.

EAT. You can't get amino acids or protein from vitamin pills.

Eating increases metabolism. Try to gain moar mussels. 140lbs is pretty skinny.
150lbs would be better.
