Eat a shitload. Lots of meat, eggs, milk and stuff with protein in it. It doesn't really matter as long as you just eat a lot, but make sure you get your macros in there(Fat, protein and carbs). No, you won't get fat or arnold huge.
As for training, do the real basic stuff. That is deadlift, bench press, squats, rows and military presses. You don't really need much more. 3 Sets 5 reps is good for a beginner. Always concentrate on form, not on weight.
