counting calories is bullshit, unless you are eating premade shit from a package (which is unhealthy in the first place), the most you can do is basically ball park that shit. Just focus more on eating foods that are healthy.
Weighing yourself every single day is a gigantic load of fucking bullshit as well. From day to day, my weight will fluctuate around 10 pounds. This comes from eating food, water weight, etc. In addition, if you are building muscle mass, it will seem like you actually aren't dropping pounds, when in reality you are, but you are also gaining weight from muscle.
Just eat healthy, and work out hard. Spend the rest of your time enjoying yourself, not obsessing about how many fucking calories are in a piece of bread or that you weigh 3 more pounds today than you did yesterday.
