I actually am going through the same thing, after my breakup, i decided to drop weight and join navy, started at 310, but around 260, i just started to lose my motivation, became depressed since i didnt have another girlfriend. Iv been in the 260 range for almost a month and a half now, im happy i lost the weight, but sad that im not going down currently, How im dealing with this is by increasing my hours at work, hanging out with friends every chance i get, and keeping tabs on paper about my weight, If you have something to read that proves to yourself that your losing it, then youll be better off, Keep in there, Im only 22 and I know theres no reason to have to have a gf at my age, plus the navy will take me places iv never been so i can meet more people.
