question time /fit/. The past couple days I've had a continuous feeling in my calves like a half-cramp, whenever I extend my heels the muscles cramp up, and I can't stretch my foot out all the way without some tightness. I really notice this when I'm pedaling on a bike for some reason. I haven't done anything differently, but this has been going on for a week now and is starting to give me some pain. Any ideas what's going on?

For the record, I'm in otherwise great shape - I walk a lot, climb many flights of stairs in my college's overly vertical building, jog on occasion, commute to work 5 days a week on a bicycle, and spend all day on my feet when I get there.
