so /fit/i wanna be a skinny motherfucker.I'm 173cm tall.and I weight 60 kg.i plan to lose about 15kg over the next year.so my goal weight is 55kg.and before you tell me all to build muscle or whatever, I'd like to point out that i'm not really into being muscly.I want to lose fat so that all the muscle I do have is more obvious.any suggestions for healthily losing that much weight over a reasonable period of time?
