Ah, to hell with it- I'm in. Female, 5'6, about 168. Looking to lose about 20 lbs by the end of May, which I'll probably be able to do with losing 2-4 lbs a week. Then another 20 for July, and I'll be content. Used to be about 140, but over Winter I've gained around 28. Mostly around my thighs, arms, and lower legs. Looking to lose weight off said areas and get them back to they way they were before, and then with losing another 20, I'll be pretty happy. Going to start going to gym twice a week, already do about half an hours crunches each night, and I do a lot of side lunges, about half an hours worth, too. Usually every two nights. Also walk quite a lot during the day.
