Hai /fit/I dont normally post here. But I needed some answers if you could gladly provide. I just recently signed to the USAF airforce, and I got MEPS at the end of this month.Im not in horrible shape, I use 10 pound weights everyday (High # reps) and I do leg lifts. I need to lose 7 pounds in the time from now till the 29th of this month?Any ideas? I already cut carbs almost completely and sugars way low. I also drink a $$$ fruit drink everyday to get my vitamins I dont normally get.Any other ideas.Sorry so long.

Ipecac, sennakot, stop drinking juice, do cardio until you pass out, repeat as necessary. Stop lifting weights and the pounds will melt off in muscle.
