How do overcome being tired and unmotivated when comes to workout time?

I just tried doing some weightlifting and then was going to sprint afterwards, but I could only do half of my weight lifting until I just gave up and laid their.

Basically I overslept today with about 10 hours. Bad, I know, I'm aware I need to not get up at 4:00 but sometimes I screw up my schedule...

I get myself motivated by listening to music and making myself angry. You could try that.
