I havne't been to the gym in the last week and a half. Thanks to midterms. Should I do my normal workout routine or just sort of ease back into my routine?Also, I started a mainly raw food diet. What should I expect with my energy levels?

raw food diet is good if you eat only 60-80% of your diet raw. Take multi-vitamins and drink a ton of water. Raw food diet is only good if you want to clean out your system or lose alot of weight.
