Slimming down Anonymous
Dear /fit/,
I'm 5'10 215pounds, I'm joining the armed forces in the summer and I need to slim down to about 175-185 and gain a bit of muscle. I was wondering what you guys would suggest to slim down my waist line, build some arm muscle, and what proper foods to eat.

Lately the only thing I have been eating is Eggs, wheat bread, peanutbutter, and bananas. I have also been doing about 30 sit ups in the morning and 30 before bed. I'm new to the whole /fit/ stuff and I was wondering what I can do to make this happen. Please help me /fit/.

5'10 215 is really out of shape, his question is legit, he'd want to kill himself at boot camp at those stats

OP, situps aren't going to do anything. Start running, and start weight lifting.
