Hello /fit/. don't come here often, but i looked around the board to make sure i wasn't repeating something 4-5 other people had asked.long story short: i eat alot of meat, bread, and saucy things(pizza, chili, chicken, etc.). my girlfriend is worried about me getting some sort of defficieny/vitamin defficiency because of that. I will because she wants me to, but am against the idea. I can't eat tomatoes unless in sauce form(don't know why, just makes me sick) and a few small other vegetableswhat i'm asking is: is there any good/healthy food or some sort of way to counter-balance all the meat i'm eating? or just be a healthier eater in general?
