What does /fit/ think of Subway's tuna subs?

I have a footlong tuna on wheat (no cheese) with lettuce, tomatoes, olives and pickles, every other day.

Should I drop this habit?

I'm 5'10", 150lbs, fairly fit. Workout 6 days a week.

Tuna has trace fat. no fish oil to be found. TRY AGAIN.

to get truly beneficial doses from fish oil, you would have to eat like a whole whale a day or some shit

Not interested in cutting so calories aren't a concern.

It does. But I don't eat any other kind of fish.

Well that sucks. Should I look into fish oil capsules. I like the anti-inflammatory benefits.

Not a fan of onions. Kinda defeats the point, doesn't it. Haha

No, no, I meant, is the sweet onion chicken teriyaki good? Cause like you, when i'm fucking lazy and want to eat out, I go to subway and get this cause it's damn delicious.

So, like I said, is Chicken Teriyaki any good? or am I wasting my time as well? :[

Just a note of caution: I worked at a Subway during college, and all of the meat gets used day after day. It's nasty. The only thing you can trust to not be crawling with disease in a Subway is the tuna because it comes in a can and they actually throw that shit out when it goes bad.

Just sayin'
