/fit/ I need your help!

I'm a girl thats not too overweight (inb4 man the harpoons) the worst thing I think about my body is my thunder thighs.

whats the best way to work exclusively on thighs doing exercises without the use of weights/equipment (I have no money right now guys!)

thats what I was afraid I'd hear...its not so much of an issue except that I hate going out in cold weather. But I guess if thats what it takes, I'll just have to suck it up.

no I realize its going to take awhile, I know it'll get easier when I get into a routine. It's just that I'd have preferred it to be my last resort. But you are right, an attitude change goes a long way.
