/fit/-I just discovered the glute-ham raise today. It fucking kicked my ass (in both a literal and metaphorical sense).Requesting more workouts like this that totally kick ass.

i own one, but i almost never use it. i'd have to say the worst 500 dollars i have ever spent. i would much rather have spent that 500 dollars on some eleiko discs
