Full contact fighting all the way, baby. I used to be in light contact martial arts, started in Karate, tae kwon do, aikido, the works. I trained a lot of different martial arts and when I got into full contact kickboxing it was a huge eye opener, only real respectable martial arts are FULL CONTACT COMPETETIVE martial arts and MMA is where it's at. It really is a reality check when you get thrown around like I did when I started MMA and thought I'd be toughest hombre with my 5 years of karate and assorted mad skills. Well, my kung fu was weak and now I know better, and I love it, the pure raw physicality of MMA, wrestling, boxing, muay thai is spectacular. Hardest sport on earth. Now I'm working to get into the best shape in my life with healthy diet, weight lifting, MMA & muay thai and I feel great after every workout.
Gymnastics is mad /fit/, IMHO. I wish my parents would've made me take gymnastics instead of soccer when I was 7.
