If your current routine has hit the point where you aren't losing anymore weight, then your metabolism has hit rock bottom. The body eventually reaches a point where it gets used to the way it's being treated, and attempts to store as much fat as possible, for nourishment.
Eating multiple times a day, if you aren't already, heavy weight training, and some supplements can help raises the metabolism. Long distance running has been shown to slow the metabolism, and it also catabolizes muscle, which is seems you have already done.
