hey /fit/ got a question.

I am 5'8" 260lbs. I don't really do any exercise and don't eat healthy. My question is: If I changed my eating and starting doing workouts would I be able to get down to say 210-200 lbs(healthy way) by january?

If you really wanted to you wouldn't even have to ask, you'd be doing cardio right now. Don't ask if its possible, just fucking do it.

why aren't you doing something while yo'ure online?

Every hour I'm online I take a five to ten minute break and do some pushups usually 10, 15 situps 30 bicycle crunches and if I have my jumprope near me I jump rope for two minutes.

I think it's not impossible, but it'd be very difficult.
Just stay consistent and be patient you'll get results, brother.

2lbs a week x 11 weeks = 22lbs

not possible, but you can get half way there by new years day if you put he effort in.

Also, google: "martin ferris 20 pounds 30 days" and follow the diet there, then do cardio 6 days a week for 45 minutes, plus weights.
