>>316704 Well, I got an athletic physical about a year ago for high school wrestling, which I promptly dropped during conditioning because my body couldn't handle what they wanted the seniors to do. I'm sorry but I can't run 2 god damn miles without stopping at all lol.
Anyway, I don't think its a problem that a doctor is required to fix.
If its a weak back, what are some exercises I could do to fix this? And please excuse the ignorance here, but why would a weak back cause me pain while running?
