Help me... jda !!FG/LElcYf8D
Greetings /fit/.

I am currently looking for a program that is entirely based up strength, and being able to lift my own body weight properly. Im not really interested in getting xbox hueg, just being able to support myself properly.

Im already skinny (145 lbs @ 5`11"), and tbh my stats are embarising.
Dumbbell curls - 12kg (per arm)
Shoulder press - 28 kg
Bench - 30kg
SQUATZ - 70 kg
wide grip pull down - 49kg
triceps - not sure what to put for these, i can do about 7 dips per set and can do 8kg per arm doing tricep extensions.

Help /fit/? will post body pics/progression as time goes by if requested.

Pic unrelated.

Post pics. I'm curious, since I'm 5'11 and 145 lbs too, except my lifts are all stronger than yours. Still, I look like a stick.

Just do bodyweight exercises if you're afraid of getting too big (although that won't happen anyway). It looks like you'd probably benefit better, since it might give you some starting strength.

Pushups, pullups, chinups, dips.

what else can i do apart from those 4 exercises? I mean, for me they're hard. I think pushup max is 40 reps, 7 for dips, about 6 for chin ups, and idk about pull ups because as you can tell my shoulders are weak as fuck.

I dont mind getting bigger, but im not completely focused on it.

I'm also a member of a VERY good gym atm which has all the equipment I'll ever need.

keep working. looking good so far (:

still a ways to go. you need more definition.

Do more squats and deadlifts. Those two will bring up your overall strength.

hell, that's nicer than I look (same weight and height); that's probably the most muscle definition you can get at that weight, which means you need to fucking eat more

if you want a good barbell strength program, use Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe and Lon Kilgore, or use this website:
http://stronglifts.com/stronglifts-5x5-beginner-strength-training-program/

if you want something entirely based on body weight exercises (no equipment at all), get The Naked Warrior by Pavel Tsatsouline

Maybe it's just that picture, but your arms look really very thin compared to your core. Are you flexing your abs and not your arms or something?

You might want to add more to your upper arms, chest, and traps to even things out. Don't worry about getting bulky. It doesn't happen overnight, and unless you don't own a mirror, you'll recognize it far before it becomes a problem.

If certain work outs are hard for you, ex: pushups, that means they're a weak spot.
All the more reason you should do them.

I am tensing my arms, lol. Thats what i get for years of playing internet games and refusing to pig out. My legs are alot stronger too, because i have to walk everywhere at this moment in time. Also, just turned 18 too if that helps any.

Core - can do p90x ab video barely breaking a sweat, and my abs are actually bulked past my chest at this moment in time.

Definition - i would have more if i wasn't using my phone as a camera.

As for the replies, thanks so far guys.

you need more everything.

untrained people think a 250 lb legpress is strong, walking/binking/running doesn't make strong legs.

a 300lb squat/1000lb leg press is strong.

you are all in all, lacking in strength and muscle and fucking everything. build a base
