Hey /fit/,
I come to you for advice.
Currently I am a fat male. (280 lbs 6'3") and am starting a whole weight loss thing.
I have a few questions. And statements, and all that bullshit.

First of all, am I getting this eat 6 times a day thing correct?
Eat a fair sized breakfast around 6-7am with lean protein and complex carbs
around 10 eat a small snack
around noon eat a lunch smaller than breakfast
around 3 eat another snack
around 6 eat a dinner smaller than lunch
around 9 eat another snack

Also, I am going to start walking/cycling to start with exercise. Then try to go to jogging/cycling. I would also like to do yoga. Do you know anywhere I can learn basic poses and routines and shit for fat people starting yoga?

Try the 5BX program, just make sure you run a mile in the set time instead of running on the spot. Yoga takes too much time and makes you fart. There was a 5BX PDF on /rs/ but I can't find it now :(

I started a regime i put together almost 5 weeks ago, starting at 200 lbs, and i've dropped to 180 in 4 1/2 weeks.

Strength training every day,
cardio 2-3 times a week,

your diet plan is good, make sure to get lots of protein, and as little fat and sugar as possible.

As far as supplements, I use hydroxycut hardcore to trim body fat to as low as possible (To about 4 percent), and it's been working for me so far.
