I've been on a 3 day binge since thursday, it was my family members birthday. So thursday we drank, friday we had a bbq then drank, Saturday we had a westernized Chinese meal then drank shit loads, then today im eating leftover delcious cake and recovering.

I've been neglecting my /fit/ness guize, what shall i do this week to sort this shit the fuck out?

Follow your routine as usual. The idea of correcting a prodigal weekend with some kind of emergency countermeasures is lunacy. Do it once, and it's not going to have a big impact on you. Do it all the time, and you just plain have an un/fit/ lifestyle, and the only solution is a change to a fit one. So just be your /fit/ self.
