Yeah I mean healthy foods. I don't even remember the last time I had junk food or a soda of some sort. I usually stick to egg whites, oatmeal, toasted wheat bread, roast, turkey, lettuce, strawberries, blueberries, grapes, apples, broccoli, corn, peas, almonds, cashews, peanut butter, .. really the list just keeps going, but that's my main list of eats.
