sup mis/fit/s.How do you group your muscles when working out?By that I mean what parts of your body do you work out on what days?A few months ago I was going with chest/arms one day and legs/back another. But as I started becoming more serious about the gym I didn't have enough time to effectively work all those muscles.Today I tried arms/legs with the hope of switching that off with chest/back, but I could only get through all the muscles in my arms and shoulders before I had to go.How do you do it /fit/? How many days does it take for you to rotate through a whole workout cycle, and what muscles do you work in what days?
I don't lift by muscle groups. My workouts are like:Day 1:Clean & JerksPullupsDay 2:SquatsOverhead SquatsFront SquatsPullups (maybe)Day 3:SnatchesWeighted PullupsIt takes 1 week to go through my cycle.
