I get up, stretch and then usually go for a morning jog, I come back, and stretch again, and usually do a few push ups and sit ups to get myself going. Shower. I then eat breakfast, which usually consists of one or more of the following.
-Oatmeal, flavored with cinnamon and nutmeg and just a small amount of honey. Recently, I've been sprinkling flax seed over the top of the oatmeal as well. -Flax seed or Nine grain bread with peanut butter (organic stuff, that only contains peanuts) -A bowl of cereal with soy milk, usually organic raisin bran or Life. -Fruit. I love fruit.
3-4 days a week I am working out of town at my construction job, which throws my routine off slightly. But the hard labor is good I would think. If I'm not working I'm usually walking around town trying to find a job around here, I am positive my lack of employment is due to my hideous appearance.
After a good days worth of that, I come back to my house and rest for a bit, have some water, and either write or something for a while, or jump right into using the dumbbells, we've got up to 50 pounds here, so I do whatever exercises target a specific area for that day. IE I have upper body days, lower body days (SQUATZ), and occasionally will devote an entire workout to abs if my arms or legs are excessively sore.
I also take another shower and stretch before going to bed.
There you go. Oh, throw in another meal or 2 in there.
I eat pretty much nothing but organic stuff and fear food like the devil it is.
