Cut out sodas and junk food if you haven't already. Don't get insane if you crave a handful of chips, just get that handful, cause if you keep putting off the cravings, you might pig out later.
If you have a real bicycle, I think that's more enjoyable to be on, than a stationary bike.
Weight should come off fairly easily since it's water weight.
But don't freak out if the weights don't drop quickly.
