sup fags, im 18, weak as fuck and underweight. Someone tell me how many sit ups, press ups, weird ass stretches involving sitting on your ass and lifting your legs in the air, I should be doig every night before I go to sleep. It should help my insanely fucked up sleep pattern aswell come to think of it. So yeh, an help appreciated.

First you need to stop drinking soda after 2:30 PM. Shut up yes you do.

Try doing 4 sets of sit ups and push ups one night. Record how many you did. The next time, do one or two more on each set. You can download a yoga video and practice along with it a few times a week, it will help.

After a while maybe you can go outside or to the gym and do something that isn't a waste of time, too.

hahah no i honestly cant stand soda. I eat lots of fruit, grow veg in my backyard and can't go into McDonalds because of the grease that floats around in the air. Its just my complete lack of exercise thats the problem.

Very good advice, but if you want better results do bicycle crunches. Also do a variety of pushups:
1) weighted pushups (weight in backpack, do normal pushups)
2) elevated feet pushups (put feet on surface higher than floor level)
3) wide pushups (put hands out wider than normal, it works pectorals more)
4) "diamond" pushups (put hands together to make a diamond shape, I recommend making a W instead to make it easier to have good form)
5) "guillotine" pushups (you need three chairs, or three elevated surfaces to do this. Put hands on the two chairs so that you can drop BETWEEN the chairs thus going lower than normal floor level pushups.)

Do exercise for your lower body as well, for example squats, and lunges, or hiking. One of the most important things that you can do, though, since you are skinny is learn about nutrition and teach yourself to pay more attention to eating. You need to eat more.
