>>42643 Good man. Other than that I would recommend not completely relying on HIIT for your cardio. You might also want to bumb up your calories a tad. 2000 seems a bit low for your size and activity level, even taking into account the fact your goal is to lose fat.
Also, try not to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. Concentrate on one or the other. But really man, it sounds like you've got a solid plan going and I wish you the best of luck.
