Assuming you don't put any sugar in the tea, then your daily tea intake accounts for something like 2-3 calories, so don't worry about that. Also, the coke zero won't hurt you at all, at least not directly...
However, please keep this in mind. Coke zero is sweet. When your body ingests something sweet, your brain expects a high-calorie overload. It's genetically wired into us as before the advent of artificial sweeteners, things that were naturally sweet tended to be high in sugars and therefore calories. So, drinking coke zero will trigger this effect and your body will start doing its thing. Not finding any energy, you are liable to start getting extremely hungry for no reason and you might start binging on stuff you would normally leave alone.
For instance, when I drink coke zero I start getting hunger pangs about 10 minutes afterwards. This is despite the fact that I'm eating six meals a day. Consequently, I've removed junk food from my house minus coke zero.
