You would have burnt 90 calories an hour being asleep. Congratulations on burning a muesli bar's worth of calories for every hour you worked as a gigantic faggot.

Srsly, guise. Just stop flaming this faggot and answer his question...Is that site's activity/calorie numbers accurate or not?

I wonder the same to be fair. I work at a gas station, where i'm pretty much walking around or at least standing for 8 hours straight. According to thedailyplate I burn 112 calories/hour by standing around doing random shit like that. Now, it does mention you have to put your estimated activity level to "completely sedentiary" but even so it seems odd, considering everyone who works there fulltime are really fat.

ultimately i have found that trying to calculate calories is at best a rough guess and at worse totally off. spend your efforts by simply eating right, and focusing on increasing your physical performance ie longer, faster, stronger

If you do something for a while, your body becomes more efficient at doing it.

The people who have worked there for a while probably donlt burn that many calories, same with bartending
