sup fit, recently ive found that im lacking obliques, i tried to do windshield whipers or whatever there called but i couldent really get them done properly, any other excersizes i could do to get them looking somewhat there?

op here, ill probably be laughed at for this. but i dont follow any specific routine, i go to the gym MWF for about an hour and do alot of compound lifts (squat,dead,bench) along with isolation excersises such as flys and other isolation excersises (lol beach curlz for da girlz)
