Hello /fit/.This is my first time posting here. Even coming to this part of 4chan. But I require help. Figured this would be the place.I feel like losing weight. Not a lot of it, but not just "a couple pounds". I don't really work out a lot, and I eat kinda shitty. So I guess most of the problem is in the whole "sedentary lifestyle" thing that I learned so much about in health class not to do. But it happened. Oh well.I don't own weights. And I'm rather broke. Running is boring imo. I need something to keep my attention.Anyway. I'd just like some help. Somewhere to start. A push in the right direction, really. I'll take what I can get.Pic could be related.
running
eat lessdo cardio.. run, bike, even try just things like squat thrusts or whatever. something to get your heart pumping for a sustained amount of time.Diet + Exercise == the only way
Running really IS good...even for just 10 minutes every other day or so. But if you're REALLY not into it, then maybe biking (stationary or non, or spinning or something) or something similar? Some sort of cardio.
I see.Bike and don't eat. Works for me, l suppose that isn't too hard. Why do people make such a big deal out of it when it's just so simple...?
Because it takes willpower to stay on that and not stuff your face. Make sure you eat enough so that your body doesn't go into survival mode. Check your BMR (google it).
Listen to fast-paced music when you run/cycle. It's clinically proven to help newfags keep exercising.
make sure you get good headphones. radio shack has some nice folding grey ones for $18
If you decide to bike, I personally reccomend stationary biking and then playing a video game or watching a movie for some part of it.Its what I do. I lost some weight.
