Sup /fit/.
I'm here for some shoe advice.
Right now, I have a pair of Adidas tennis shoes. They look good, and are reasonably comfortable, but the soles are very thin, so it hurts a lot when I play basketball.
Are there any shoes you can recommend that can go with jeans (ie look reasonably good) but are still good for basketball? Are Puma Baskets any good?

tl;dr: Help me choose a new all-round shoe that I can play basketball with

Man, just get some basketball shoes you can change into when you play.

I dont think ive ever seen a pair of shoes that didnt go with jeans. So yes, i can recommend a good shoe. Go to the basketball section at your local sporting goods store and buy a pair that fits comfortably.

I've considered those, but do their thin-ness have any impact on feet?

Strengthens your soles.

They're shitty, shitty shoes. They can be used for weightlifting since the sole doesn't compress much, but they're bad for running, jumping etc.

Also they're ridiculously overpriced for what they are.

Yeah, but I go to school, so I don't want to have to carry an extra pair of shoe around with me.

Anyway, are there any Adidas/Pumas you guys can recommend that can get the job done?
