itt VEGGIES YOU EAT ON A DAILY BAASIS Anonymous
are these ok to have regularly?

I have a mix of: seasoned broccoli & carrots(in the pic), lima beans, baby sweat peas, sugar snap peas

aand that's pretty much it, I eat a niggerfuckload of lima beans

do I need to diversify my veggies and get more fresh stuff like steaming some real broccoli or am I fine with buying all this steam fresh microwaveable stuff?

I started buying it cause I heard there was alot of sodium in the canned stuff, and while I still occasionally have canned beans or peas I just get alot of what I mentioned above

I'd be interested to get input on this as well.
I'm a skinny fuck who's gaining weight. I've dramatically increased my caloric intake, and I'm doing regular strength training. Since I have not been eating enough throughout my life I believe I've allowed myself to become malnourished. I've started to pay a lot more attention to WHERE I'm getting my calories. I'm eating more vegetables, and I have those steamable bag vegetables as well. Are these steamable bag vegetables OK? Which vegetables should I try to really get a lot of for health benefits? Should I make vegetable smoothies? How many vegetables should I eat per day?

It'd be cheaper to buy fresh produce, more variety too. Plus, I'm sure there are some additives in that.

Just eat a can of corn or something.

And maybe a chicken salad or something.

dont eat anything from a box
eat fresh vegetables
its cheaper and better for you because there are no additives

broccoli, carrots, celery, potatoes, spinach, tomatoes

but dont forget fruits....bananas, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, grapes
