Recovering from injuries The Oba-chan Seducer !7kjGbZlVeg
My muscles are pulling my knee-caps,which makes it quite unstable. I need to know if walking will hurt my knees more?

I locks up often when I walk,but I can't just stay home forever :-(

Call a doctor. You may have a tendon or ligament injury. When joints are locking, you are serious fucking trouble.

I'll see my physiotherapist next friday. But I already know what the injury is, 'cause I've been to the doctor and had x-rays.

It's my leg-muscles that are pulling the knee-caps to one side. Which makes it unstable.

Call your PT, tell him that you're having trouble even walking. He's the only one who really knows anything that can help, sorry.

It should be obvious that whenever you have an injury you should avoid any exercise that will stress the injured area unless a doctor tells you otherwise, youre not "staying home forever" when your PT appt is in a week or less. Just lay off until then.

Alternatively call a chiropractor, and fuck the doctor while you're at it. He'll just want to cut it open to see if it's REALLY busted. Chiros fix this sort of shit all the time. Note that there's some overlap in physio, but not the same.

Um surgery is not the first thing doctors will want to do with knee injury they'll most likely give you strengthening exercises first unless your completely unable to do the exercises but still there not going to rush him into surgery just to find out that his knee is busted up.
