100%? Hell no. Carbs to fat conversion has been shown to be extremely inefficient, although it happens. Maybe you'll burn off 10-30% of it over the course of the next few hours you're getting into sleep. 30% of the remainder will become fat, and that's only half as many grams of it as you took in since a gram of carbs is 4 cal and a gram of fat is 9. It takes two grams of carbs to make a single gram of fat.
tl;dr don't do it, but it's not going to make you blow up overnight
