abdominal definition is th combination of two things, the size of the muscles, and your bodyfat %. You need to have a fat burning diet, and do fat burning excercises. as far as exercises go, i love weighted situps (although i will admit i have never worked for or desired a six pack, but i wont go into that here).

i forgot to mention that bodyfat plays a MUCH bigger role than muscle size.

True, you can have no muscle at all and still have visible abs, but you can also have all the muscle in the world but abs covered by fat.

Yes, but it seems like I basicly need to burn the fat off my abs, guess I should do sit ups, but they get too easy, so I like to find something as a weight holding my arms over head helps when Im getting tired. thanks rfor all the input people, I'll watch my diet and bust my abs x_x

remember that more muscle helps boost your metabolism. dont neglect other exercises just for abs. plus, abs get a good workout as stabilizers for squats too.
