I'm a skinny fucker, currently doing a 3 day a week full body routine.Seeing some progress so far but my arms are not changing at all. How the fuck do I bulk my arms up more? They are so long and thinRoutine involves bicep curls, reverse curls as well as rows, bench press, squats, deads etc etc
Chin ups, which means palms facing you.
If you're going to bulk your arms up, you might as well work other muscles as well.So, seconding the chin ups.Also, tricep dips.
