upper body workout plan Anonymous
/fit/ I need help coming up with or finding a workout plan (3 or 4 days a week) that focuses on the upper body. Beginner/Intermediate difficulty. My legs are fine (pic unrelated that way) and shape up really fast, but my arms and chest need a lot of work and don't seem to grow as quickly.
