So /fit/, I figure you guys might know something about the specifics of this. I'm 5'11", 180 lbs, and most of that fat rather than muscle. I don't look horrible, but I'm pudgy enough that it's a bit of a turn-off I think. I want to get down to a toned 160, lose most of my abdominal fat and get rid of a bit of neck/facial fat. I don't have a lot of free time (at least during daylight hours), but I've been getting up early to go to the gym 2-3 times a week for about 30 minutes a pop. I've mostly been doing weights, but recently I've started alternating weights and cardio in about equal portions (but not in the same session). I eat about 1500 calories per day.

So my questions are, a) can I make my goal like this, or do I need to step it up?

and b), about how long will it take?

Pic related—shows off the neck fat I'm talking about.

You have a small chin, that's why you have "neck fat". You can try to lose more body fat, and it'll lessen the problem a bit, but you'll still have a small chin.

LIFT MORE FUCKING WEIGHTS!!!!!

SQUATZ, DEADZ, PRESSES!!!!!!!!!

Then fucking run when you get a chance. If you want some muscle and less fat, it that fucking simple. And eat right (duh). It's not that complicated if you're not trying to be a fucking body builder. FUCK!!!!!!!

try growing a smallish beard. Edward Norton has very little chin, but his beard makes up for it. Go look at him in fight club. hes waaay skinny and still has no chin.
also, cut hair.
