so I've started a diet and exericise plan, been eating healthy (chicken and veggies mainly), running 3x a week

however my pionidal cyst seems to have come back. I developed it last summer, but couldn't have it removed due to work obligations (and can't now due to school).

I'm going to the student health clinic to pick up some anti-biotics tomorrow, but I'm looking for some ideas of exercise that won't irritate the cyst. I don't wanna lose my progress... I've gone from being able to run flat out for five minutes to running for 7 minutes, which sound sdumb, but it's a good improvement for one week and if that rate keeps up I'll be burning a lot of calories if I run for an hour tri-weekly
