Try doing HIIT, it might be extremely hard at fist, but the results come fast.
When I 1st started, I couldnt even do 2 min at 8 kph without collapsing to the ground and thinking I was gonna die. Now, 3 and a bit weeks later Im over 9 min and easily pushing 16 kph and then I still jog for another 20 min after that.
Along with the cardio, start lifting weights. The more lean muscle you have, the more energy is needed during your workouts, the more calories youll burn.
