I've also found this to be somewhat interesting. You weigh the least in the morning, naturally, or after some cardio.
I'm trying to lose weight at the moment but it's so hard to know my actual weight so I weigh myself like 10 times a day and use my lowest weight as a standard as to how much I "actually" weigh. Every now and then I do cardio just as I wake up in the morning, and when I get back then is when i'm usually at my lightest.
