I want to start working out and getting in shape. But not to be ripped. I just want to be stronger for wrestling with my friends, everyday things, and defending my self pretty much.
I heard about a couple ways to lift.
I heard few reps of a lot of weight,
and many reps of comfortable weight.

Another reason for doing this is i now work at burgerking and feel like a fattie for being there.
