If you get the craving and want something slightly quicker to make, I like whole grain english muffins (or whatever whole grain base you want to use)... put a little sauce (or even just fresh tomatoes since it's small) on it and add some cheese (low-fat skim mozzarella isn't that bad for you) and whatever other toppings (turkey/chicken, veggies). Throw in the microwave and enjoy. It's great and quick at lunchtime.
