Hey /fit/, is there any drink or food that you would recommend me to get better concentration?(at studies etc...)
Oh, and i already tried sleeping earlier, studying
in quiet places and stuff like that.

Meditation, omega-3 fatty acids (ie fish oil or flax seed/oil), plenty of antioxidants (green tea with some goji berries = win), etc. Write in a notebook every day to help keep the brain from overflowing too much with excess thought. Wear earplugs when you study. Etc etc etc. Keep a list of things that seem to help, then go from there.
