Broccoli, cucumber, yellow squash, zucchini, pumpkin, peppers (green, red, yellow), onions.
plus anything green, and leafy(the darker the better): spinach, romaine, collard greens, mustard greens.
BEANS!!!!!!!!!!! black beans or pinto beans, and LOTS of them! Fucking fills you up, makes you poop, and feel wonderful. plus protein baby!
All these veggies have FIBER! Fiber is AWESOME! IT WILL make you less fat, and make you MORE muscular. No matter how much you get, you still need more FIBER!!!!
