Hey, /fit/, I was wondering if anybody would have proper dietary and exercise plans for somebody wanting to bulk up. I also have a friend who wants to work on his muscular tone by slimming down, so if anybody could help out in that area would be a great help as well.Pic somewhat related, as it has something to do with anatomy, I guess.
