I guess, I've been building speed though. 15min total is what I do on treadmill after every workout, 2min warmup 10min run 3min cooldown. I get bored running at slow speeds. Don't even sweat unless I'm on speed 6+.. otherwise I'm not even out of breath. I could throw in another cardio session in morning though. Since I workout around 2-4pm
