Hey /fit/,
School's out and I'm leaving college in a major city to return to my grampa's farm - far, far away from any gym. I plan on staying strong for football by heavy duty farmwork, but there's one specific question I feel the need to ask.

My speed has always been lacking, and my coach has been hassling me to bring it up. In the weightroom I'm on a strict diet of powercleans, but I can't see a way to do them on the farm. However, around his land my grampa has a 3-4 foot stone fence - would doing heavy duty depth jumps religiously and in all possible variations (holding added weight, bending the knees more, etc) as well as sprinting, one arm snatches with buckets full of sand/dirt, and farmwork help me?

look for a book called the naked warrior by Pavel Tsatsouline, the entire point of the book is becoming bastard strong with no equipment at all

the guy trained both russian and u.s special forces so he knows his shit, its full of usefull tips that help with anything , even though its about using no equipment if you got farm stuff lying around im sure youll find a way to combine them with his interesting methods. torrents for it all over the place give it a search.never thought reading alone could make me stronger but this book is genuinely amazing
