I currently weigh 165

The guys who did wrestling around here used to walk around eating sticks of butter. Mmm, put some sugar on that butter and its niiiice...

When lifting. Do heavier weights but lower reps. Longer rest periods in between. Do a LITTLE bit of cardio.

Eat more carbs and protein. Protein bars and shakes before and after a workout helps.
