What does /fit/ use to count calories?

I used www.my-calorie-counter.com until I realized how inaccurate and retarded it was.

I'm trying to be accurate because i'm a fatty who just started working out and eating healthy.

pic related because it was me when I realized i've been fucking up my calorie intake and eating 1500 calories with a 1900 BMR for a week now.

1500 calories with a 1900 bmr isn't retarded, dipshit. To see some results, you need to lower you calorie intake a little. About two years ago, I lost a little over 70 lb by reducing my calorie intake to 1200 with one that burns 1700 or so.

Calorie counting my ass.

First, try hitting the treadmill for the week 30 mins a day, 6 days a week at approx. 4 mph, with your same amount of regular daily intake.

If by the end of the week you haven't lost anywhere between .5-2 pounds, reduce intake, and put on another 5 mins on treadmill.

Repeat for profit.

I use my head.. I eat three; if I'm fat, four times a day. Not truly that hard to calculate my intake..

hmm lets do it together, I had a double serving of oatmeal w/ some sugar in it and oddly.. a tostada thingy with salt on it. 340 calories for the oatmeal(always estimate high). and 90 for the tostada
so (340+90) = 430)
For dinner I had a double serving of brown rice with quite a bit of soy sauce (170x2 + 10x 3=370) with a chicken breast diced and sauted in sweet and sour sauce then put in the rice.. (275cal's +50 sauce=325)

So 430 + 370 + 325 = around 1125 calories..
