/fit/, last spring I ran a 5k time of 26:00 minutes, and quite frankly, it was embarassing crossing the finish line. I've been doing only a little running lately because I've been concentrating on lifting. So /fit/ assuming if I do 2 weeks of recovery runs and followed the below program, what results can I expect? [assuming you have trained for running before]. I'll be lifting on cross-training days. And since I'll finish the program about 6 month weeks before my goal race, I'll be doing a variation of the first 6 weeks of level IV, so I'm rested for the race.
