well it isn't just going to magic itself on there.

It takes big lifts, protein, and carbohydrates.

deads, squats, lunges...heavy, heavy, heavy

you should go with an intense leg routine one day per week
squatz, leg press, lunges, leg curls, leg extensions calve raises
make sure you train your upper body just as hard too

bulgarian squats with dumbbells. its where one leg is on the bench and you dip down with the dumbbells on your sides. hurts like hell.

hell i hate saying it, but for 'pure' hypertrophy w/very little carry over...leg press will do ya alright. even poliquin says so. feet 'high and wide'

altho squats, deads, 1 leg work, and hypers will do ya best
