hi /fit/,
I'm 5ft (152 cm) and around 108 lbs (49 kg).
I would like to lose more weight but from the inner thigh area, (I'm already doing squats etc. and cycling for cardio) but is there anything else within what I eat to lose more weight from this area than just a low fat diet?
