What does /fit/ think about this?
it supposedly uses this Super advanced "Muscle Confusion"

Also, Pic not related.

"Muscle confusion" has been around forever, it's nothing new or super advanced. A lot of the things they push (yoga, karate) could be done without, but it's a step to being healthier and more active. In actuality, it's not "Muscle confusion" so much as "Something new so you don't get bored and stop lifting", which is a big reason a lot of people don't make it very far, because lifting gets monotonous.

However, it's better than nothing, it's nothing revolutionary, but they've a damn good marketing scheme.

Does it really work?

super buff in 90 days?

If you follow their diet to a T you should get somewhere, probably not super buff, but far from where you're at now. With a bit of dedication and good dieting, it's nothing you couldn't experience on any other routine. In fact, I'd say that personally, I could draw me up a program that would work even better for me than what P90X could.

What I do like about it is that they stress pull ups, which many people are too faggy to do.
