/fit/ i drink about 2qts of Floridas Natural Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice a day and if not per day then a polish it off as soon as i get up the next morning and maybe start on my next one. i normally grab a glass to curb a snack craving and usually just have a tall glass of it in place of breakfast(time issue)this is all i drink apart from water.this stuff is 100% natural and not from concentrate.are there any detrimental effects from drinking this much GFjuice? im told ill get stomach ulcers if i keep it up.
Doubtful. You should probably be more worried about fruit juice and your teeth than you should be about getting stomach ulcers from it.
Acidity = bad; sugar = okay if you're smart about it
>>243927i brush my teeth morning and night. just went to the dentist and they were surprised to see a 20yrold with zero cavities. they said my teeth were in very good condition
I've read that juice doesn't trigger as many food sensors in the stomach and leads to awkward metabolism. Sorry I can't be more specific, but there definitely is a downside to juice somehow related to blood sugar levels.
i used to drink about 24 oz. of orange juice everyday for about 4 years and never had any problems....and no cavities either for the past 3 years or so.
