Ok, ok, i get it, You can't spot reduce.Anyhoo, after two years of going to the gym, I lost weight and gained muscle. My body looks fit...except for my chest. It doesn't matter how much I run, how much weights I left, how many pushups I do, I still have a pair of saggy tits. Of course, 2 years ago I was 220 and the manboobs were quite bigger. Now I'm 181 (I'm 6'1), and although the boobs are not that big, they are still there.Am I destined to have them forever? Is surgery the only way to get rid of them? Do I need to lose more weight, or just gain more muscle? WTF?Pic kinda related, I'm white and not fat like that guy, but definitely the tits are quite similar.
get some pecks they will look less noticeable
Are you targeting that area at all with your workouts?
Do push-ups help?I've noticed that in a certain position, my chest feels tightened during them so I'm assuming it's working the muscles there.
>>242208not really. to be realistic if you still have man boobs and are lifting and doing intense cardio, you're gonna have to really work harder to lower your overall bodyfat. Just have some patience and trust that REAL hard work will garner results you want.
