I badly need to exercise Anonymous
I'm so stressed out these days, I really need to exercise. Problem is, my left leg hurts.

What exercises NOT involving legs would you guys recommend, knowing my main purpose is to reduce stress?

Nope, I don't have any equipment but an indoors bike :(

Work your midsection and arms

Chair Tricep extensions, crunches, pushups. Keep it simple, don't stop till you feel the burn. The burn is what helps with stress. Eventually, after a few days, you'll start to feel better.

And if you don't, go for more burn.
