/fit/ I need your knowledge.

I wanna know when the best time to run is, or if it even matters for that point. I started HIIT about two weeks ago and I've been running mostly in the evening at around 7pm. I've been told this isn't good for me, and I wanna know if it's true, or if it even matters for that point.

Around 7 is perfect in the climate where I live. I've never heard from anyone that it's bad for you to run at certain times.

I've heard it's bad as you pump your heart up and then go to bed a while later. Kinda like eating meals at night I guess.

It's really the only time I can run as I have classes in the morning and work in the afternoon.
