I read that oats are a good source of protein for bodybuilders, who eat them in pretty industrial quantities for protein.. I also find that porridge made from oats is the best thing for sustaining me while cycling. But what I find is that I can't eat anything like as much volume of oats in porridge as I can uncooked in milk. So it seems to be a straight choice between protein intake (raw oats) and slow digestability for endurance (porridge).... Or does cooking the oats help me get more protein out of em? Maybe I should have porridge, with like, raw oats on top?
milk? you pussy faggot.
