I tried to cut down the amount of sugar i take and get the whole healthy dieting thing, but my brain complains. Without sugar i get migraines more often than i used to and i've become incredibly cranky and snappy and can't concentrate. How do I fix that? I don't want to gain unnecessary weight but my body disagree with my methods.
sounds nasty, but deal with it. Your body will adapt to it.
Get some shit that's low on the glycemic index if you need sugar. Fruits, honey, agave syrup, etc. You don't have to be so vehement about your sugar intake as long as you keep it low and stay away from processed sugar.
>>276618well I eat plenty of fruits, doesn't seem to be enough, never thought about honey, will try it.
get tested for diabeetus, doctor might find you have very low potassium levels or some shit.
>>277620actually another thought on diabeetus, increased exercise improves insulin sensitivity. It's another thing related to diabeetus. Exercise is the most powerful thing to overcome that shit, and will immediately improve sensitivity as well as have benefits for long-term sensitivity.u dk wth i'm talking about? read up on insulin sensitivity already
>>277620I'm definitely not diabetic, my mother made me do all the tests when she was diagnosed with it recently, so that's out of question.
eat more wholegrains
NO, just TOUGH IT OUT, this phase will pass, its not like you can be ketonic so soon. give it a week, you'll be fine, just have fruit w/1st 2 meals of day (assuming 6 feedings) and veggies.
