Soy Anonymous
S'up /fit/. Thinking of switching from cow's milk (usually drink skim) to soy milk in cereal, coffee etc - for no real reason other than that I heard it might be good for me. Any thoughts? Good or bad idea? kthnxbye

Most people only hear whats good about soy products, so here's the other side of the story. Take it as you will, I'm not going to tell you to use soy or not.
Also as far as protein goes. 12% of soy is protein, but only 2% us usable/digestible by humans. 6% or so of eggs are protein and 100% of that protein is digestible, and usable by humans.
