question for you fine gentleman on /fit/ now

I'm gonna start trying to put on some mass soon, been losing alot of fat over the past half a year through cardio and lifting but now I want to increase my size and strength gains by moar

so my q is, can I eat the same I eat now, except just more of it?

I mean I have about 100-150 carbs a day generally

but I know complex carbs are alot more important when putting on mussle, would a good post workout meal consist of something like a protein shake and a shitload of whole wheat/grain pasta w/ some chicken breast?
