my roomate got a job at Dole and hes been getting HUEG boxes full of these salads for free, if i eat these everyday for breakfast lunch and dinner will i lose weight? they say they have like 100 calories once you prepare it with the soy vignagrette and crutons that it came with and i feel very full afterwards

im 5' 9 and weigh 205 pounds btw

Eating very little calories will NOT turn you into an attractive skinny person. You'll look like an Auschwitz prisoner and fuck up your metabolism. Get your veggies and salad, but keep your diet around 2000 cal at least.

Well, begin with cyclette, step machine, whatever easy cardio you can find in a gym. If you're unable to get to a gym, try to break a sweat at home with easy exercises, and count your calories everyday to make sure you're around 2000-2300 cals/day.

You could always just walk, or do the stairs repeatedly. When I was a "big guy", most of the people in my building thought I was mad for doing every time the stairs four times up and down, instead of just taking the lift. It worked for the very begining, then I could do cyclette and jogging.

im not saying i dont complete excercise at all, right now i use my treadmill at the highest incline level at 3mph for 30 minutes everyday and it doesnt hurt my knees, i used to weigh 250 and got down to 205 that way but as you all know your body gets used to the excercise after a long time, i lost most of the fat on my thighs and arms and neck/face, but alot of the fat stayed on my chest and stomach and after 2 weeks i havent lost any weight at all, im even going for 40 minutes now on the treadmill and i havent lost anymore weight =[ , I thought eating more salads would make it easier to lose weight but it seems not

You can't live off that kind of salad, plain and simple. Add lean meat or beans to it, and maybe something like spinach and you're getting closer.

They probably don't sell organic salad mix at Dole?

This stuff is loaded with pesticides. I wouldn't risk it.
