Hello /fit/I just got a membership to a gym on campus. I want to beef up my cardio and upper body strength, maybe abs too for kicks. I don't have somebody to go with me and spot for me, what machines/workouts should I use?
machines are pretty pointless minus the lat pulldown/tricep extension/leg press. Start up on Rippotoes, just google it. You don't need a spotter at first unless youre retarded and try to lift more than you can
