What I eat... tell me what you think /fit/ Good? Bad? Etc..

Breakfast: Usually a bowl of ceral with some orange juice

Lunch: Toasted salad sandwitches, onions, tomatos, salad, mayo and some ham

Dinner: Some type of meat with a egg salad, eg, steak, salmon, cod or I'll have a chicken curry with rice, sometimes spagetti bolonganse, or a plate of pasta with tomato sauce

Drink usually only water, with some yogerts or fruit as a snack throughout the day

And you don't need orange juice. It's water+sugar+orange flavors. Take a multi-vitamin so you get all the vitamin C you need.

When trying to up my protein intake I do a few things.
1. More eggs at breakfast time
2. More chicken throughout the day
3. Good fish like Tuna or salmon at night
4. Nuts, Nuts, and more nuts.

swap your dinner with your lunch. carbs (rice and pasta in your post) are not very good before bed.

if you're exercising, eat when you're hungry. thats the biggest thing. next, eat more for breakfast. my breakfast is usually cereal, bowl of fruit, a whole fruit, 1 or 2 boiled eggs, yogurt and water. satiate your appetite.
