5"9 192lbs with ab definition. 275lb bench, 495 deadlift.
if you want to add muscle you have to eat like an animal, for me, it took 3000 per day to get from 130 - 150lbs.
5000/day to get to 170lbs.
6000/day to maintain my current weight
