Alright, so I need your help /fit/. I'm 195ish pounds and have about three months to get in the best shape I can be. I don't have money for a gym membership and I don't own any equipment. I'm not expecting to be a god or anything but I'm just wondering /fit/ what's realistic? I'm damn near all body fat but I also have a lot of will power and determination so if you wouldn't mind could you also recommend a daily home workout routine that's effective?

Run. Cardio my friend. Do you just want to loose fat? then run like a mother fucker. You will see the fat stripped off your bones. Also eat clean, if its green eat that bitch up. Lots of veggies, stick to alot of chicken and turkey, BBQed of course, with little to no bbq sause. No greasy foods/fast foods/sugary foods. If you are serious and driven, run like crazy, 4-6 days a week, and if not run/not in running shape, do a fastwalk and eventually build to a run. You will def see results if you just walk/run, and eat healthy. Then when you eventually can throw some weight training in there and you'll be golden

I'm a fan of working out to dvds, lol!!! Budokon, you can find it at Target stores or from Gaiam dot com. Umm, its a mix of yoga and martial arts, you only need a yoga mat, like IDK, $20 dollars? And the DVD set is I think around $30. However, if you do it, you will loose weight. I lost around 15 pounds in 6ish weeks, plus you get strong, too.

1)Healthy eating (Which means no junk food and soda)
2)And cardio. Jogging, bicycling, swimming, etc...

HIIT's are best for stripping fat if you're going for quick results

Jog 5 minutes to warm up, then run a minute, jog a minute, run a minute, jog a minute, ect...
If you're not up for that alternate between running and walking instead

Eat 5 - 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 large ones, this will keep your bodies metabolism going and you'll burn off fat faster

Drink plenty of water, and cut salt or your body will retain water, and make you feel like your training is having no effect
