here is my typical day:
breakfast: oatmeal, and egg, water, coffee. lunch: salad, 1 Whole (double) chicken breast, cup rice or homemade whole wheat herb bread lunch 2: tuna or fish, fresh veggies, salad. Dinner: vegetable curry stew, one cup long grain thai rice snack: oatmeal, tea. snack: fruit like a green mango or banana snack: boiled egg, tea.
Seems like a lot of food and meal because it is. You need to keep the meals small and frequent as possible. It is only about 2,000 calories though. For my body size and work load, this is more or less my baseline. If I am busy and running around a lot, more. If I am vegging out in front of the computer, it is just about right. 8-12 glasses of water all day long, adjusting more or less for activity, heat, etc.
so there ya go. i have my own copypasta for exercise too, but since you are at the gym, just keep at it. good luck man.
