Alright guys, fatass here. Now, Im a reasonably intelligent chap, and unfortunately, this means i know myself pretty well. That means that I know that I absolutely ABHOR running and biking, as it has no point, other than the obvious exercise, and frankly, i would play football, all day everyday if possible, but finding enough people is too tough. Now, the long and short of it is this. I need an exercise routine that i can do everyday, takes 30 min or less, and i can do in an average sized dorm room. The pluses are that I am not looking for IMMEDIATE RESULTS and that I am willing to do said routine 2-6x a day. If someone could help me, that would be great.

tl;dr fatass needs dorm routine, 30 min or less with NO RUNNING.

Are you wanting a weight-loss routine? 'Cause it's going to be difficult to get in an entire aerobic workout in a dorm room... if that's your goal, I suggest yoga or pilates, but you should probably take some lessons to keep from seriously injuring yourself.

Thanks, I've done fencing for a long time now. And ya, just something i can do whenever i get bored as opposed to playing WC3...Thanks for replying though

well if you're actually wanting a workout, it really will have to be a routine and not just a "whenever you're bored." Dunno if you read magazines, but Men's Health usually has at least a few non-running, non-gym exercises you can do.
