Hey /fit/,

I'm a fatty. Sort of. I'm really out of shape from years of lying in bed and I want to get in shape. I have two 20 pound weights that I used to exercise with, but at one point I think I hurt myself because my muscles were sore and I stopped exercising for a month, and went back to day 1.

What kind of exercises should I be doing with these weights? What muscle groups should I be conditioning to get a uniform look? How long and how hard do I have to work before I get results?

Years ago I was an athlete so I'm willing to work hard, but not for some vague ideal that may/may not happen - if I have to push for 3 months I'll do it, but only if I know it won't just harm me in the long run.

holy shit you're a faggot. you need to be doing a fuckload of cardio, weight lifting isn't going to do dick for you fatty.
