Maybe you might not care that one bigmac is half of your entire day's fat intake(and the fries the other half, if you get a large), but think of what's going into you if you consume a bigmac.

Wendy's is slightly better, depending on where you go.
td;lr: if you need a burger, just make one at home, there's recipies all over the internet and you'll save atleast $20/wk from not going to fast fat factories.
