/fit/6'0",Looking for some pointers on diet for someone trying to start putting on weight.18 y/o, have had an semi healthy diet most of my life and have had the same body, thin and very toned. I can eat almost anything without any change in body type.Need some tips on what to cut out, what food types to start focusing on, if there are any links where I can get in depth information.The actual training is no problem as the old man is a long time body builder, however his dietary expertise is what I am not so confident in.Sorry if this has is a commonly asked question.
