Hey mis/fit/sSince finals ended a week and a half ago, I figured I'd not be lazy and start working out a little. I've been doing so from my apartment, and so far I've been able to get a semi-rounded work out. I've been using a door frame for pull-ups, doing dips on the staircase outside me room, push-ups, crunches, and have been using a backpack full of books for what one would use a barbell for.So, got any good non-gym work out tips?
