Dear /fit/
Well, just an update.

I could only run for about 30 seconds and then have to jog. Now for a minute, and then jog 20 seconds, and then run again :D.
Also, i was only able to do sets of 20 sit ups before my stomach was like "No"
now, i do sets of 70 :D
(Maxed at 69, but then i whacked my elbow on a corner)

Also, my wall sits were at about 10 seconds
Now they are at 20 ^_^;;
that shit still sucks :(
Anyhow, i dont have a scale here, but i can tell im doing better.


Not to mention less dew more water helped an ass load.

A wall sit was something i did in my dance classes.
you place you back against a wall and bend your knees at a 90 degree angle.
