I didn't really finish my thinking before clicking submit. i suck balls.
All I ever promised to give was 1 hour. No commitment to a month or a year or that kind of shit. Then 1 more, etc.
Then I was told for any real benefit, I should do it twice a week. Being poor assed, I did only half that to at least get the idea, started slower than the trainer's pace wanted me at. When I became really motivated after many many weeks of this, I finally bumped it up to 2x wk, and was ready and willing to handle it.
If you ever stop, muscles have a kind of memory. You can regain your shape quite a lot faster after earning it once. Ask those kinds of questions of your new favorite person.
