Sup /fit/I have been taking Creatine for a week everyday now. Usually 1.75mg before workouts(1 Pill) and 1.75 after. I am wondering if its addictive or about any health concerns I should know about. Or maybe if I should up my dosage.inb4 Balls shrinkage
ya you need to do some more researchyou need to load up with about 20g a dayfor a week, then take 5g a day after that first weekand its not addictive.....just make sure you drink lots of water for it to work properly
anything else we should know ? all these supplements say not enough studies ect... to prove this is harmful, so im question is what are you personal experiences concerning this supplement.

that depends on the brand, or is it has other things in it besides Creatine. most of time though its 1 tsp. It should say on the tub.
