heya /fit/...after quite awhile of being a fatass and fairly weak, I've decided to get into an exercise regimen. I picked up Tiki Barber's new book which has a lot of strength building, high weight, low rep exercises which fits what I'm looking for.I'm also looking for a good dietary plan to cut down calories and drop excess body fat but have enough energy/protein/etc to keep up the weightlifting and build muscle. Can anyone recommend a good book or website that's worked well?
