-Due to my body weight what kind of meals are acceptable in putting on the right kind of weight? Can I eat a fattening cheese or chicken burger when I feel like it for the calories, carbs, and fat or is that something that both fat people and I should avoid after work out. I mean Im skinny should I eat lots of fattening foods, right?
-How important are supplements in my meals. I ask because I used to do them but they can get pretty costly to keep up with if you want to do them right. What are the bare minimum I should be using?
-My metabolism is disgustingly quick. What are some good healthy foods to eat for breakfast lunch and afternoon, or as a general snack that can help me put on the necessary weight needed to gain more muscle? If possible nothing too elaborate or expensive to make, because I make basically nothing in regards to money at my entry level position in my company and I have no cooking knowledge what so ever to benefit making anything complicated (I eat quick make anything).
-I already have a good idea what kind of exercises I should do at my current strength capacity; but is there anything you all could recommend for me just to try out?
Thanks for any of your help.
Oh ya picture is of me, just taken a few seconds ago.
