Sweating Anonymous

I'm not exactly in good shape, but I don't usually sweat that much at home. However, whenever I go out to other places I sweat like a five hundred pound man running a marathon in the desert. I honestly have no idea why, and it bothers me. I don't think its anxiety or anything related to that since I don't feel anxious when it happens.

tl;dr, what can i do besides anti-persperant to stop sweating so much

the really overweight people i know, they sweat buckets. the heart and body must be working so hard, just to stay alive. you'll probably have a heart attack earlier in life than fit people.

have you had any experience at all with weight training? or with proper nutrition? those might be easier avenues to pursue first than running your ass off this minute.

My friend from high school used to be a a butterball that would sweat constantly. Just talking was chore for this fatass. But anyways, his mom made him go to a traditional chinese medicine place where they said his intestines were blocked up. They gave him this deer horn powder shit to take over spring break. I was out of town, and when I came back, dude lost like 30 pounds. He was as thin as rail. And he stopped sweating. I asked him wtf, and he said he couldn't stop shitting for those two weeks, like violent i'm going to die explosive shitting. Just an option for you to consider.

you'll sweat less as you get rid of body fat. for one thing, all that adipose tissue surrounding you is insulating, like a polar bear or a down feather jacket. YOU'RE COOKING INSIDE YOUR LAYER OF FAT! kill fat with cardio. another way is to completely eliminate processed sugars from your diet, no white flour either, just whole foods intact, lots of fresh fruit.

this alone can do it.
