So /fit/ I cant bend and touch my toes.
What streches and how often do you recommend so ill be able to?

Even though they're being smart asses, this is true. Sit down and grab as far as you can and gently pull yourself forward for at least 15 seconds. This will get your legs warmed up, repeat this and push as far as you can and hold it.

Besides that if you're just stretching for the sake of stretching then 3 reps. If you're stretching then running, before then after (push your stretch after). Just once a day of this should be fine. I posted a huge fucking thread of stretching tips yesterday, I may do it again after I eat.

you would need to make sure your body is wamred up before stretching excessivly, because if you dont your muscle fibers are not supple and warm so they will not be plyable, hence you will not be like a rubber band, but a frozen rubber band that will snap easily
