I want your honest opinion about HIT and HIIT.

I've been training HIT with my training partner, and I have to say that I am getting better results than I have in a long time.
As for HIIT, I've been doing intervals times during the week, and I've seen better results than when I was doing steady cardio. The combination of HIT and HIIT dropped me down about 18 lbs because of the high cardio aspect of both.

Any other stories like mine?

HIIT works. I've been doing it 5 days a week (the other two resistance training) for a month and recommend it to everyone. Get up and run you fatties! :P
