Two things.

1. Is 2 egg whites + a banana good for breakfast? I can't stomach anything more..

2. I'm looking to tone my lower abdomen/legs/butt and got suggested to run the treadmill at an incline for 45 mins. Is this better than a cycle/elliptical? What can I do after that 45? I'd like to work out a bit more.

1. Depends on your age, body weight, activity level, height and what you're doing afterwards. But I'm going to say no anyway because it's too small of a breakfast for even an anorexic.

2. Laying leg raises with weight. Vertical leg raises with a twist.
