Okay /fit/

I just recently recovered from tearing my Achilles tendon, and i ran my 40 yard dash yesterday and my time has significantly dropped, as well as my overall acceleration.

I need some exercises that will increase my overall speed and acceleration.
As of now I've been sprinting up the hill I live on about five times a day, until my tendon tells me i can't run it anymore.
I heard that doing squats and right after jump rope could be a good one but, every time I squat it hurts my tendon. I've also been told something about muscle twitch reflex or something, could someone please explain this?

tl;dr I need exercises that will make me faster.

If squats hurt (I'd still really recommend squats) Biking in a high gear (hard to pedal) would probably do you well.

Also you could try light calf raises until you feel the tendon issue go away
