ALWAYS look at yourself now and think what you WANT to look like. It does also help to critique yourself based on pictures of dudes that inspire you. Especially useful if you have your own home gym setup. Poster(s) of your favorite actor, fighter, bodybuilder, etch. should keep you comparing yourself to that and saying, "I need to work more on this specific feature." And NEVER continually do the same old boring shit over and over and over again. Not only does it lose it's effectiveness on what it was originally intended for, but it also kills your drive to work out by making it boring and more chore like. Then again, if none of that works, there was another guy on here that said "motivate your fucking self", I'd listen to that guy. Everybodies motivation is different.
