Why are my top two abs like big triangles, when other guise have another two above there, or nice box shaped ones all the way up?

ITT: different kinds of abs, is there some kind of a chart or something, like body types?

I have triangle tops too, very similar shape to yours as far as I can see from the photo.

It's totally random.

It's the way abdominal msucle are made, should you end up with squared top abs, you'de better be asking yourself questions.

Pic related it's the way abs appears under skin and fat, you can see their shape.

Then you'll have to target more than the traditional 6 pack.

If you take a look at your pick, his lower abs(the ones are are to the side of his navel) are not really deveolped in comparaison to his uper abs,

Weighted crunches could help for this as well has hanging knee raises. V-sits and L-sits could also be helpful if it's the physique you want.

Keep in mind he built his abs for the aestetics of it, abs that were build for function ( fighting or sport) don't look that way.

Pic related it's what I meant by ''functional'' abs.

Functional verse Asthetic really comes down to functional guys just don't work to get big. Functional is how small guys justify being small.

still not possible. can you train your lower biceps?

Both posts are me. I asked that to make my point. What most people think of as lower abs are actually the bottom of the obliques. You can't see the transversus, so I don't know why he even mentioned that. There are no "upper abs" since it's all the rectus abdominus.

I CAN SEE YOUR PENIS WHICH IS OBVIOUSLY THE POINT OF THIS PICTURE

>>285591
wtf?? you count your obliques as part of your abs? do you also count your deltoids as part of your biceps?
>> Anonymous

no you can't, a bulge maybe, but it's more like you're seeing bunched up fabric. The point of the pic is my triangle abs
