Heyo. I was wondering what music makes your muscles the biggest? When i work out i listen to a lot of Gwen Stefani, Muse, Blink-182 and Lupe Fiasco. I met a guy who joined the gym the same day i did about 4 years ago and hes ripped! I asked him what he listens to and he listens to a lot of Killswitch Engage, Green Day and Trivium.

So should i hit up iTunes and replenish my iPod? Or maybe you could tell me even more effective music?

The more powerful and mind controlling the music, the more can you push yourself. Put on a track the the most powerfull in your music collection. If you don't like the song, it will just break the lift, so it would be idiotic to recommend songs that we like. Not the ones you do.
