This doesn't work worth shit on this board. You need a high volume of posts to get random last digits.
I like the randomized workout idea, but you're better off rolling dice.
Right now, I start by flipping a coin, to decide which workout I follow:
heads 1-3 15 pushups 4-6 25 jumping jacks 7-9 10 situps 0 end
tails 1-3 15 bag o' junk rows (per arm) 4-6 25 squats 7-9 10 shoulder bridges (per side)
It's not balanced, but it sure is easy to get into, and it's fun.
