Hey /fit/ I went go-karting with work yesterday, unfortunately it left me with some nasty bruises on my back, waist and legs. Am i still ok to work out at the gym and anything i can do to speed up the bruises going away?

get a friend to drop 50 pound dumb bells on the bruises. It makes them go away.

50 pound dumbells wont do the trick. Get the friend to jump up and down on the bruises while holding the dumbells. you'll feel great
