i'm 5'10'' and weigh around 185 lbs. i have some muscle to me, but i have some flabby fat covering it up. i want to get rid of that.

i know the answer is lifting and cardio, but my situation is complex. i work at a warehouse 4-midnightish, five days a week, and lifting weights simply wears me out for work. i get in a lot of lifting during work though; the entire time i'm running around lifting heavy boxes (30-90 lbs) and stacking them on a pallet. i know i'm not targeting all the correct muscle groups, but i do get lots of lifting in during my week.

i eat pretty healthy; a bunch of small meals all throughout the day. chicken/potato/tons of veggies every night for dinner.

do you think i can slim down doing cardio at the gym 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes? i've used the elliptical machine there recently because it works my arms too.. but i'm all for running and have ran in the past if that would help me lose more flab.

Burn more calories than you eat.

Just eat less. Working in a warehouse is more or less like cardio in itself.
