Hey /fit/.

I am a fatboy who is about to start his diet and exercise regimen to lose weight.

I also intend to smoke weed while doing so. anyone else have experience/advice?

Diet : fruit, grazed on all throughout day. one serving of protein shake using water per day.

Exercise : 1 to 1.5 hours cardio daily.

I actually use it as a reward system. I can't whip out a phillie and the dank until after I already got through my nightly run and excercises. Just be careful to not munch out too much.

I'd highly recommend a small vape like the vaporgenie or the vaporstar, both of them retail for about $50. I bought both after quitting smoking cig's. Main problem is getting the munchies after smoking up, but not having junk food around is pretty much all it takes to keep from eating a bunch of crap.
