I've already reached my goal: a complete lifestyle change where I expect to be completely healthy for a long time, to the point where I can jog a mile with no issues when I'm 75.
I now find all fast food completely repulsive, I feel physically ill if I have a slice of Domino's, I haven't had soda in three years. I hung around flu-ridden friends all throughout this year and I couldn't get sick, even when I tried (I wanted to build up my immunity, but I guess it's already there).
I like having a trim, defined waist, a ripped body, and the knowledge that I can wear anything and look good in it. Working out for me now entails training for Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, but other than that, working out has become so routine I feel a bit...what's the word, sluggish? Fat? Undisiciplined? I feel that way if I haven't done my daily routine.
