Sup /fit/So, I have a question. For about 3-4 days now, I've had this odd little pain in the inner thigh area of my left leg. It's not serious enough to make me want to see a doctor, it's just mild discomfort whenever I shift my weight onto my left leg or sit oddly. But it's not going away so I'm a little worried. My best guess is that maybe the bone shifted in the pelvis area and needs to be re-adjusted into a normal position or something... does anyone have any light stretches or exercises I could do that could help it?
Ive got the same pain. . . I think I got mine from over extending my leg while rock climbing and I've only intensified it by squatting several times since the original injury. . .tldr same here, help?

You have testicular cancer.
If the bone came out of joint, you need to see a doctor.Or, lay down, and have some tug your leg. Or, lay down, lift your leg up, and have someone press it towards your chest.
yeah actually this occurs when one of your legs is slightly longer than the other due to your pelvis being turned slightly. We used to come across this all the time when I worked for a PT. THere is a way to fix it. Lay down flat on your back and put a bar or baseball bat over one leg and under the other. then push on the bar with both legs, twisting your hip back to the right position.hope this helps
Alright~ thanks for the replies, guys. I appreciate it.
