lol, i guess i'm gonna be the first to actually try to help u. 100 push ups, 200 situps a day. if u can, do as many pullups as u can. the easiest way to get into doing 100 pushups a day is doing them in sets of 25. don't take to long of a break between sets though, cause you're arms will probably get to tired to do them. takes a bit of dedication and drive, but the end result is worth it. good luck
