Power Napping Anonymous
What do yo guys think about power/caffeine napping?

I'm currently getting into the cycle of a 20 minute power name every day usually between 3-6pm (depending on what time I got up/plan to go to bed/when's convenient) and take 50mg of caffeine (ProPlus tablets).

I usually wake up after 20 minutes feeling pretty energised. This usually helps me stay more productive throughout the day, or at the very least keeps me from feeling lethargic and groggy until the late evening without the need for any more stimulants.

However, are there any long-term consequences of power-napping regularly (such as my body becoming dependent on napping in the afternoon)? Should I limit it to when I know I'm gonna have a long day?

I'd love to do this, because when I do get 20 or 30 minutes I feel fucking great! But this only happens accidentally.
When I try setting alarms, I either wake up and feel so sleepy and GOOD that I just say fucking it and close my eyes - or I never even hear the damn alarm.
Then I wake up after 3hours, rested and alert. So much so that there is no more sleeping that night and I'll end up staying awake until it's time to go to work.
