Don't let any part of your body get ingored. You'll kick yourself later when you notice how small your arms are in relation to the rest of your body.
Diet wise, try to cut out all the soda and fast food...every meal you eat counts overall and I bet if you added up the calories/sugar/fat you've consumed with your little cheats, you'd be suprised.
Lastly...try switching up your cardio. Instead of just running at like 80% capacity for a long period of time, try interval training or sprinting. Something to switch it up so your body doesn't plateau off it's progress.
