sup /fit/.formerly fatass now not so fatass here.my former stats were 6 foot 256 lbs now my weight is around 225 after i stopped drinking soda...i was wondering what i should do to get down to a weight of say...200...also i would like to get a bit more definition in my arms and shoulders.i dont really have the money for a gym membership since all my money is taken up fencing, and i have very limited equipment.what should i do to accomplish my goal /fit/?tl;dr formerly fatass wants to become even less of a fatass
