I just started with since I'm fat. I swam 1,9km in one hour but I didn't get really tired and my muscles isn't sore at all.How come? I haven't done any activity for like 3 years and I didn't do much back then.
slow pace + water holding your body weight = general lack of painI mean... good lawd! I'm a fatty and my walking pace at a stroll is 3MPH
