Dear /fit/. I just recently started a workout regimen. Unfortunately, I can barely bend my arms anymore and it's quite discomforting to do so.I knew I was going to be sore, but is it normal to experience decreased flexibility and pain?

YOU WORKED OUT TOO HARD
No. I've worked out before but it feels worse than I ever felt before. Like, I know it' supposed to feel bad but Jeeebus. I've never felt this bad. I just wanted to know the difference between overtraining and normal soreness.
Who cares about the difference? God just man up and get over it.
