Sup /fit/

Is there anyway to get my lower abs more defined? I'm a pretty in-shape guy, and for the last month or so I've been working mainly on my abs to try and get a 6-pack for the summer.

My upper abs and around the ribs are looking really toned, but i can't get the same effect for the ones further down.

Any advice?

Reverse crunches. Much more easier. Lay back, and pull your knees up to your chest as far as you can, back and forth.

OP Here

Thing was I broke my leg, so I'm unable to go jogging and I've only just started cycling. I've been getting excercise from doing crunches, weights.... squats etc

Do I keep the knees bent or do I stretch them out when I lower them?

Keep them bent for more control.
