Im trying to lose fat is it ok to lift weights at the same time? I know I might not get all the benefits but should I wait till im down to a good weight?
also can someone post hat pic from a few days ago of that really buff guy in his garage? i think he was a baseball player

Push hard with weights from the start, they will affect weight loss, but they'll enhance fat loss.

Numbers on the scale just tell you how deep your footprints in the sand are, it's the mirror that's important when it comes to looks.
