Hello /fit/. It's my first time here. I am ridiculously thin and would like to bulk up. What should I eat. I have access to a fridge freezer and stove and range so I can pretty much cook everything.

tl;dr: I'm new. What should I eat?

Oh and I have a large budget. But not enough to buy 200 worth of supplements.

Almonds, Whole Wheat grains, 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight.

meat is the best supplement. but be sure you take fish oil too.

just buy a shitload of good fresh food. if you don't know how to cook (probable), look at this as your chance to learn.

more or less, everything except for grain and sugar is what you need.

Don't almonds have lots of fats ? or are they "healthy" fats ?

they are healthy fats. you want a pretty % of your calories to be from such fats no matter what, but fat is nothing to worry about at all when you are bulking... just don't eat too much butter and bacon and shit like that.

and don't eat any transfat.
