chubby fucker here, I'm wondering if I should stick to my 5x5 program up until I feel strong and muscular enough, or if I should focus on getting rid of my fatness first?

Continue with the weights. The more muscle you build, the more energy you will burn just doing everyday shit.

should i just focus on enhancing my muscle gains first... meaning eating a lot and lifting a lot, then... maybe by spring time I could start some cutting phase... Or is it better to just do half and half?
Cardio and lifting?

This is what I was thinking... I mean so far a lot of people who hadn't seen me in a while were impressed with my muscle mass gains, despite the continued presence of my gut.

I think you should stop eating and do more curlz

just give up you fat piece of shit... go back to mcdonalds and krispy kreme donuts and stop touching weights thinking you'll change anything.

lift till you got good gains, then drop that shit and cut.

depends on your heaight and weight, and what your goals are weight-wise,bodyfat % etc.it looks like you have quite a bit of weight to drop and in my opinion your going to be on a cut for 6months plus,so just make sure you have the muscle you want before you begin the cut,and be prepared to lose a lot of weight

what i belive you should do is
heavy weights 6 x 3 always try got for that extra rep
have a 30 - 40 min cardio session at end of ur work out ..
rember cutting up dosnt mean u dont lift heavy..

u need do lift heavy and do cardio at end of workout .. this way u can get strenght and lose fat at the same time.. ( yes its possble but slower.. this is wat ive done)

(Pic related) me to left , mate right. once looked like you.

6 months? Holy shit that's long, severe fat asses can drop 200lbs in less time then that!

Anyways I'm 5'10 and 210lbs in that picture. No clue what the bodyfat percentage is, less then 30% unless I'm clinically obese.

Good job on your cutting, so if I'm doing a 5x5 type program is this still decent?
And should I worry that the 30-40 minute post workout cardio will neutralize my muscle gains... I hear people talk about getting in a catatonic state and eating away muscle mass... Should I take my protein shake before doing my cardio to counteract that?

Hey guys I have ~30lbs of body fat.

Is it correct to assume it'll take me 15 weeks to lose that, when cutting?

The less fat you have the harder it is to lose

ffffffffffffffffffuuuuuuuu-

Guess it's because the body is glad to rid itself of massive excesses of fat, and will hold onto what it feels are necessary reserves?
