Sup /fit/

Male anon here. I'm 5'9" and a shade over 100 lbs, I'm getting fed up with getting out of breath walking 1/2 a mile to town each day so I've started cycling to get fit. I know I should eat more to give myself more energy but I'm really not motivated to cook one person and my budget doesn't stretch to eating out.

Advice please?

Weight isn't the issue, I'm not trying to loose it or put it on. More interested in fuel for getting fit/ aerobic exercise.
