Hey /fit/. First time posting here, and I have a question hopefully you could help answer.

I have been working out and trying to get in shape since early July.

I lost 30 pounds over the summer, but gained muscle.

I'm 18, 220 pounds, 6'4, and interested in a new way to tone and lose body fat.

My diet really isn't anything in particular. I try to eat healthy at all times, soup, vegitables, fruits, and mainly protein meat. But I sometimes snack on something small about twice a week (so not much).

I was wondering about what type of workouts I should rotate on since I go to the gym every night of the week, unless something comes up that I cannot go. Any good schedules I could use on and off on certain days? Also, should I consider trying the High Intensity Interval Training I have been hearing about around the gym? I don't know what it is, so maybe you can help out?

Seriously.

To tone up use really low weight and do a shitload of reps. Big muscles aint shit unless you are toned the fuck up.
