Hey /fit/, I'm about 6'3, 250 lbs, and I've decided to start jogging/walking at least a mile every day. Any advice on how I should advance/better my experience?I've already jogged today.Pic related.

Best advise you'll ever get regarding this subject:DON'T WALK, JOG OR RUN. WALKING IS FOR 50 YEAR OLD WOMEN AND HIPPOS. JOGGING/RUNNING IS FOR PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY WANT TO GET BETTER, NOT JUST GET SYMPATHY POINTS.
