1. What exercises do you all do for Tabata/HIIT? I know full-body stuff is best. Will hitting a heavy bag work?

2. Optimal fat loss + endurance = alternating interval training + extended cardio. Does that sound about right?

Don't forget to build muscle. Nothing burns fat better. Do SOME weights.

And boxing is out and out some of the best cardio you can do. Even just hitting a bag instead of someone with pads is really good for you. Try 30 seconds of low punches, 30 seconds middle, 30 seconds high, then kicks. Rinse, repeat.

On that subject, do you think it makes a difference whether you do strength training before or after cardio? I tend to do it beforehand so I'll have more energy for it.
