I'm looking to have nicely defined obliques and upper abdominal muscles by mid october. My abdomen at present is a lightly doughy cylinder with hardly much waist going on. I don't care if my tits get smaller.

Course of action I've already decided on; speed water protein bars crunches dance dance revolution bicycle crunches.
Anything else I can do without going to the gym?

That looks really good for the upper obliques..buut...one little crit; that doesn't look like it can cycle reps very quickly and it isn't a really focused exercise. It's like you just told me a 'do moar squats' equivalent to the sides of the abdomen.
