hey /fit/ got a question for you all. And sorry if this makes me sound emo but w/e. Anyway i fucking hate myself, i hate my body, i hate my life, i have no self confidence and i contemplate suicide on an hourly basis. SO my question is, will exercise help to improve some of my self esteem/confidence problems? i have heard it does but would like to know from you guys if it did. BTW im a skinnyfag 5'7'' and like 115 lbs so yea... i need a bit more bulk lol. p ic unrelated
