Oatmeal is so goddamn awesome. This is hands down the best budget food.

How much fat do you think I could burn if I substitute most of my meals with this shit? Of course, I'd still use the other meals to incorporate other vitamins and nutrients. But yeah, how about this shit?

Not to mention not enough nutrients/phytochemicals. Oats are cheap and healthier than most breakfast cereals, but they're not nearly as nutritious as, say, a salad or a grilled chicken/fish + vegetable meal. You might burn fat by eating only oatmeal--hell, it's pretty filling and not very caloric--but you'll feel like shit.
