Hey /fit/,I have serious motivation problems. I've tried listening to music, writing down what I eat, convincing myself I'm fat --all that jazz, but still cannot convince myself to workout everyday (beside a few rounds of push ups).So I ask: how do you motivate yourself into getting fit?pic unrelated?

Hit rock bottom.For me it was eating out of a bag of confectioner's sugar at 3 in the morning cause there was no BBQ chicken left after I ate 3 meals full worth of it.Everyone's is different. You may just kill yourself before you reach it. Some do. Others catch themselves at the peak. Or before there bodies rot from under them. I was lucky.

find friends who play sports. shit is free and works pretty well for the most part.

I like the feeling of my dick getting sucked. When it happens, I also like to see the girl's face without sucking in my gut.
I agree with the sports comment. When you play a sport, you're having fun and exercising without realizing it, which makes it much better than running on treadmill over and over.
