Hey /fit/. I've got a question.I'm 16 years old and I'm a regular athlete who plays ice hockey. I'm slim and I'm in good shape.I just feel like I'm a little too slim in the torso, and I really want a V shaped torso especially for the summer.Are there any simple exercises that I can do to get that V shaped torso, preferably quickly?
