Goddammit.

I was too overconfident.
Was working out with 2x 10 kilos dumbbells till I really had NO challenge at all, now I switched to 2x 15 Kilos but it was way too hard for me, couldn't even do proper kilos, now I reduced them to 13 kilos and I can do 5-6 curls instead of 10 before...should I keep trying till I get better or switch again?

increase it using smaller intervals, dont expect to just be able to jump 5 kilos thats about 12lbs. increase the weight so you can do sets of 8, then next time do sets of 9 and so until you can do 11or 12 before increasing it so you can do 8 again

All right thanks. I got depressed because I couldn't do the same amount as before. Still new to this workout thingy.

progressive resistance, your muscles get bigger as they get stronger but strength gains are easier to measure. Its the heavier weight that matters

yes, it does. SQUATZ work your whole body and give you a nice testosterone and HGH flush that will make you grow everywhere.

not really about squats but...a study was done in which 1 group did only dead lifts, the other did only curls
the group doing dead lifts had bigger arms after 1 year
just saying...
