Sup /fit/ Im a 6'0 148 lbs 15 year old guy. I play lacrosse run cross country and wrestle at my school. I run a 5:45 mile and bench about 155. Most of my friends are around my height and around my weight but they are either ripped or at least toned. No matter what I do I can not get rid of the little bit of flab I have on my lower stomach. I can flex and have abs but when I dont flex its flab or like a pooch or something like that. anything that you can think of to get rid of it?

Calculate your needed calorie intake and then eat a little less than that, then do lots cardio.

OP here my daily workout is usually 30 push ups and 50 sit ups in the morning, and then after school I run for 30 minutes now that lacrosse is over. I do eat a lot tho. Would more sit ups help? or different ab workouts

you need to shed the fat by doing cardio or cutting down on carbs

Also do more of the pushups and crunches. Doing those each day really make a difference.
