/fit/, I need your help. I do Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling(occasionally) and boxing, so I am active. I am (apparently) "strong as hell" for my age, but I still have that nasty fucking flabby arm shit that moves so much when I move my arm. Not like normal people's, it's kind of like really bad. And also my stomach is a bit chunky and I want to change that. Can't go to the gym daily due to other shit I have to do, so it'd be better if there was some stuff I could do at home. Maybe run?

Well if you're doing all that regularly, you're getting enough cardio.

Body fat is lost throughout the body, not in specific spots.So to get rid of your arm fat, you have to get rid of fat in a lot of other places, through eating less more often and doing more HIIT, cardio, and/or compound exercises.
