Hey /fit/,so I moved my bells up to my room, and I'm thinking of throwing down some curls every forty minutes or so throughout the day. How does that sound?

AFAIK that will work, but normal workouts, in sets are better, since your muscle needs time to repair!
I heard that preferably exercise should be spread out throughout the day, but I have no idea if that's true for weight training.

ITT: many failsThere was an article about someone who got much better at doing pushups by pushing himself to failure like 5 times a day, but I think every 40 minutes is too often. See if you can find the article, it might help
