I go running in the morning, in the past 5 weeks I have lost 20lbs. I am happy with my progression so..... I was wondering should I eat breakfast before or after I work out?
Small, high carb snack about 45 minutes before you run. It'll fuel your run and keep your body from breaking down muscle for fuel. Eat a good, protein heavy breakfast afterward.

orange juice, wheat toast with peanut butter is what I use to eat.
