Is this a good enough eating plan for my day? Anonymous
Breakfast: 1 serve meal replacemnt powder (67 Kcal) (mostly protien)
250 mls of Fat Free soy milk (90 kcal)
1/3 Cup oats (I think about 119 kcal)

Then I had an Orange to snack on during school

Lunch: Same as breakfast

Then I had another Orange and a half, I love this fucking fruit!

The for tea, I was more or less beat, so I nuked some Packaged soup and added soy sausage.

After tea, my mum brought in a cupcake from work, so I ate that, and it was fucking great!

Now, I only thing I'm not sure about is the oats, I mean, I use them as too pad out my calories for the day, but my theory is that the carbs will sustain me between breakfast and lunch (today's snack was more of a whim, I usually just stick it out to lunch, at about 4:00pm). Is it a wise addition or shoudl I drop them?
