Sup /fit/, man here.

Got a silly question. I got too much fat on my ass/thighs. I bike for about 4 miles every other day, try to do it every day but I can't always find the time.

So question is, what else aside from that can I do to ditch the fat and maybe make everything a bit more.. pert?
