Actually there IS a shortcut, however I requires a shitton of fucking disciplin.
The HCG protocol HCG is a hormone that pregnant ladies produce.. It's also the thing pregnancytests look for.
It's a protocol made by a british Dr. Simeons in 1954 I believe.
It consists of injecting 15-200 units of HCG (more or less = no effect) intramuscularly 6 days a week which following a ultratight diet consisting of the following:
- Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Sweetingtingtablets may be used.
- 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be removed from the bird.
- One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.
- An apple or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit
Your total amount eaten should get as close to 475 kcal a day as possible for maximum effect.
It is a very tough thing to follow and even after you finish acting like a junkie you still can't eat whatever you want.
Please note that there is NO reported side effects other than dizzyness from demanding exercise and diarrhea for some people.
I strongly recommend to research this thing thoroughly to make sure all the fat that melts away stays away.
It's also a good idea to read up on ketosis since it is the state you will be aiming for.
Also the average fat loss on this thing is about 1 pound a day. :D
