Pfffffffffbt. He's a genetic anomaly. The vast majority of marathoners don't (and won't) look anything like him. I can point out Marius Pudzianowski on the other end of the spectrum of training. He trains twice a day for most days a week, with high volume and high frequency. Look here for a more in depth look at his training cycle.
