I want to bulk up. Bigger biceps, some actual abbs, yadda yadda. But I can't motivate myself to train as hard as I need to, alteast not consistently, I find however that when I train with other people I push myself alot harder. Its kind of important to my job right now to be in shape, so I'm thinking of getting a personal trainer. Is this a good idea y/n?
