i need to slim down quick for something I got to do in 1 month, because I'm a fat fucking disgrace in all honesty. got any tips for losing crap loads of weight in this quite short length of time?

Drink lots of Sugar Free Lemonade (like 4 litres per day), stop drinking Sugary Carbonated drinks (like 1 can of pepsi contains 200+ calories), and cut your portion sizes in half.
+get 60 mins light exercise per day.

Don't worry, a month is plenty of time. I lost 20lbs in January after letting go over Christmas. My tactics were to run about 5 miles every day, weights 4 times a week and cut my fat and sugar intakes by 30g daily.

how much weight?
basically if it's under 20 lbs. you're going to have to eat protein, whole grains, drink tons of water, exercise a lot (running, weight training, calisthenics), eat right (lots of veggies and fruits, cut out candy and cake and any white bread) eat more fiber (cereal, salad, supplements) clean your system out (cranberry juice, laxatives, sauna suits, saunas. it'll be hard but you can do it if you stick to it.

Well it depends how seriously you wank to take it. If you stick to <500 calories per day, drink shit loads of water, do NOT exercise as you wouldn't be eating enough with that little amount of calories. If you are 300Ib's +. you could probably lose around 50, you would feel like fucking death though.

Just stop eating dude. Really its not too hard. When prisoners go on hunger strike they can survive for usually atleast 60 days (well these days they would be forced onto tube feeding by then, but just looking back at old examples). And quite often they arn't even fat to begin with, so if you're quite a fatty to begin with you'll be fine.

That's not true at all. You have no idea how resilient the human body is. You're only to get loose skin if you're like over 35 and were more than 300 pounds for many years.

Anyone under 30 years old who isn't considered borderline morbidly obese doesn't have to worry about it. Skin is elastic as fuck and very capable of bouncing back at a young age.

The reason they say you don't want to lose more than 2 a week is because it can induce SEVERE heart and brain problems if you lose weight too fast. It's caused a lot of heart attacks in people who had been following perfectly healthy diets, but losing weight too quickly.

Water fast 2-3 day, juice fast for 5, then slowly introduce fruits and veggies over 3 days... after that, just eat healthy. Don't have a whole pizza, have a slice or two. Don't drink soda, make healthy choices, make most your meal fruits and veggies.You wouldn't normally eat 5 steaks, don't eat 5 pieces of bread in one setting. Exercise 30 minutes to an hour daily.
