/fit/, what should I do about weight loss plateaus? I seem to always run into them. They last me for at least half a year, no matter if I switch my calorie intake or do something different with my exercise routines.

I started taking green tea supplements a few weeks ago and I *think* its helped me lose weight.

I was losing about 1lb a week through lots of exercise. I then stopped for 3 weeks because of an injury, my eating habits have been sloppy through those 3 weeks as I felt sorry for myself, but I started taking the green tea..and I'm still losing 1lb a week.

There are more important things to look at than the scales IMHO. Unless you are trying to cut weight for a sporting event or somesuch pay more attention to how you look and feel. if you are cutting fat and replacing it with muscle you may stay the same weight, but look alot better. for a time, I was gaining lean mass faster than I was cutting fat so I actually GAINED weight.
