The clean and jerk and the snatch doesn't work like the squat does, because they are dependant on so many other things than the squat, like balance, dexterity and force. For example, try doing 10 repetition heavy snatch set and see what happens. When you start reaching some level of fatigue in your ATP-CP levels, the barbell speed starts dropping and it becomes impossible to do the explosive lifts with required speed. The deadlift on the other hand is very similar to the squat considering it's requirements and metabolic feedback.
