Hey /fit/, you've probably seen me here. I added 200 or so calories last week to the low amount I already eat, but did not lose weight that week at all... Now I am starting to again! But thing is, I need to add another 200 calories... And, I don't want to wait a week again before anything happens :( . What do you guys suggest? I have very little will power, and quit easily. I actually almost did almost quit with the new 200 calories, but I stuck through it. But like I said, a week of nothing is discouraging as hell.
