/fit/I have really skinny arms.11" fore arms both sides. 13" bicep right 12.5" bicep left.5'6" 130I'm doing curlz for the gurlz, squats, dead lifts, chin ups, military press, bench etc.... Full body.my biceps won't grow though. but they get the most strength gains easier than anything. What the fuck? I can do 45 chin ups, and rep 45 lbs dumbels in each arm 6 times.Should i try 12-15 reps and see if it gives them size? or is it just because i eat like a woman?
More weight. Less reps. Stop whining.
