I had pain in my right hip, some kind of joint problem I guessOnly hurts when I flex it extensively or there's pressure on it (IE when I ran tonight)How do I get some exercise for this problem? I'm mostly trying to get toned now
i got rid of the belly flab I wanted, and I've been running 5-6 days a week to just kind of lose all the fat lying around. I'm at the point where I want to just kind of get 'toned' or 'firmed' whatever the term is
