/fit/ question for you about soy,i tend to get diarrhea whenever i consume 250ml/8oz of soymilk a day, sometimes it even takes a little less than that.. does that mean i'm intolerant to it or even allergic? i remember when i first started getting into drinking it i'd randomly get headaches more often and feel out of breath.

some claim it is linked to asthma. who knows, not enough research on this. I have been consuming about 35-40g protein from firm tofu for awhile. Giving it up this week. wonder if I'll see any changes
