/fit/

I need your help in creating an exercise/ diet plan that will eventually, hopefully withing half a year, end up with me achieving my ideal body type.

I'm sure you all know who Kasumi is. I'd like to have a body resembling hers.

Currently I am 5 9, I weigh 158 pounds, mainly muscle, but I have trouble with my lower abdomen.
I go to the gym twice a day. One hour walking, thirty minutes on the stair master, thirty minutes on the olyptical, weights, and then about a hundred of three different types of sit-ups.

Any ideas or advice to help me?
>> Anonymous
Also:

Diet consists of fish, milk, and junk food.
Which I will be cutting out completely. From this moment forth I shall cut back on my sugar intake.

No one has ideas?

If you're going to base your ideal body on an anime character, you don't eat meat and you can't wait longer than 8 minutes for a reply, no, we have no ideas.

Fucking girls expect everything to just fall on their plate.

For once i agree with you.

Fucking women.

oh btw lol @ basing your plan on anime char. I might aswell base mines on the fucking hulk lol

>>137689

I couldn't find any other images that would adequately depict what I was trying to represent.
Muscular but not manly.
I figured most on here play video games and would easily recognize the character and be able to understand.
I don't expect everything to "fall on my plate".
I expect to work very hard and ultimately get results based off of what I put in, effort wise.
I do eat meat, I just happen to eat fish more than chicken.

I eat cheese, berries, vegetables, chicken, pork, hamburger/steak, fish, pasta, ect.

If you are not going to do anything other than insult me, perhaps you shouldn't even bother typing a reply.

If you were really doing "weights" you would have listed what they are. The gym twice a day? Want to look like a chick from a video game? Fail.
>> Anonymous
>>137695

Not based off of hers, once again, I just couldn't find an image of a woman that had the characteristics I was looking for.

As far as weights go, 75-90 pounds on my legs, 30-50 pounds bench, 15-30 curl.

Then what you're doing at the gym seems fine, do a little more free weights targeting the areas you want to look good. Change your diet and results will follow.

OH AND ALSO CHECK MY LEGS, THEY'RE RIPPED.

HOW DID I DO IT?

SQUATZ.

Anything in specific you can suggest as far as the abs go?
I've tried, as I stated before, a lot of different exercises which I haven't seen results for. The sit-ups, bicycle sit ups, ect don't seem to have an impact on me and I've been doing them six to seven days a week for the past six months.
This image may be a better representation.

The Hulk can articulate better than you.

Also, since the majority of us have no idea if you're trying to lose weight or gain muscle, how the fuck can we help?

>If you are not going to do anything other than insult me, perhaps you shouldn't even bother typing a reply.
If you are not going to do anything but post useful, meaningless info:

>mainly muscle
>weights <- how much would be a start...
>my ideal body type <- sorry my mind-reading powers are a little off today

then maybe you shouldn't even bother typing a reply.

As a final point, if you already have something set up (with going to the gym twice a day) and are on a reasonably healthy diet, what the fuck can we tell you to help? Seems more like you wanted attention than fitness advice.

>>137714

I wanted you to help me rethink my schedule since it hasn't had an impact on me after six months.
Why would I want attention? That helps me achieve nothing.
If you had asked me to specify I would have been more than happy to.
I didn't write a 100% helpful introductory, but I can be forgetful at times.

Seeing as I know what I was looking for, I forgot to express that in my first post.
My apologies.
Instead of insulting me to begin with, why not say something like, "OP, can you be more specific with what you're asking?"

What I am asking: "To attain a healthy looking, toned but not overly muscular body resembling the image I posted, the real life woman, what would you suggest I change in my schedule?"

I gave my weight, height, and other information to give you an idea of where I stand health wise.

Everyone just calm down.

OP is right. Anon shouldn't have immediately insulted her. She is probably not a fitness genius, she didn't know what info was needed.

But Anon is right as well. Shoulda posted more stuff. But now, she has, so this thread can continue with no hard feelings.

Thank you.
I will admit I'm quite stupid when it comes to fitness.
Which is why I came to you.

Welcome to anonymous.

Now OP, important advice:

FUCK OFF.

Looking like Kasumi would be virtually impossible, my dear. She was engineered to be a sex pot, made to make men desire her at first glance.

That's better, now we can talk.

First thing to do is quit going to the gym twice a day, you're setting yourself up for failure and if you can't get what you want done in one session you're wasting your time going.

If you want to build muscle you'll also have to abide by the rest rule, give yourself a day in between workouts to allow your muscles to recover. This doesn't necessarily mean you can't work out on that day, a lot of people use their recovery day to work other muscle sets.

Next thing (this is quite an important one) don't deprive yourself of junk food. If you enjoy it, eat it, but regulate it. A good rule is to have one day every week/fortnight where you treat yourself to something special. But don't overdo it, there is no point eating 5 bargain buckets on your cheat day, but having some cheesecake or a big mac may be exactly what you need. Knowing that you've worked hard for it keeps you motivated and provides tangible rewards.

You're of a healthy weight, but could stand to lose a few pounds. This will probably fall off if you're doing weights, but don't forget to include 30 minutes of activity that raises your heartbeat above average each day.

I'll continue this post if you're still here (sorry I had to go and do something)

No, I don't. Fuck your anime shit. I read /fit/ because the people aren't a bunch of anime faggots.

I came here to get advice, not read your idiotic attempts at making me feel bad.

No, I think that sums it up. I'll test out your advice, which all sounds like it will be successful, and if I need anything else I'll report back.
Only next time, I'll be sure not to cause a tiff.

Stop going to the gym twice a day. Go more like 4-5 times a week.

Do heavy compound lifting, squats, deadlifts and benchpresses. Try a 5x5 program (five sets of five reps). Use weight that's heavy for you. You want to be almost close to failing at the end of each set, but you don't want so much weight that you ARE failing more than once an exercise.

Eat 5-6 evenly spaced meals a day, the first three consisting of lean complete protein and a healthy carb source, the last three consisting of lean complete protein and a healthy fat source. Eat vegetables with every meal.

This is pretty basic stuff, but it's basic because it's the foundation for fitness success. Follow this advice and you will see great results.
