Sometimes I can feel my tendons ripping on my elbows when I do pushups. Is this bad? Does this happen to any of you? Also is there any way to fix it.

"Ripping" or popping? A feeling like they're sliding over the joint?

Happened to me some before. Your tendons could be inflamed. Have you tried cold therapy?

Its different every time really. Sometimes I can feel them tensing and rubbing on it, and that hurts obviously. Then sometimes it gets a little caught and causes my forearm to relax and my bicep to tighten as if you were to put a kink in a garden hose, and I fall right over like a bitch.

I will try cold therapy though.

Also I'm a kickboxer so this is quite an issue for me.

Wish you'd said kickboxing first. All that striking can be hell on your tendons. You'll want to read up on cold therapy; done wrong it can make your pain worse.

I had shoulder tendinitis from boxing that took me three months of rehab to cure. Don't try to be Billy Badass if your pain is getting worse, take care of it now.

Or from a thread I saw last night, jump up and down if your fat. You will be able to see your abs a little.
