Yea, for me eating is by far the hardest part. But something that's really helped getting my apetite going has been huge servings, for instance, large portions of oatmeal porridge on the morning (quick to make, easy to eat). Beans aren't bad either, once your stomach has gotten larger that makes eating alot faster and easier and eventually you'll make a habit out of it. I drink alot of water aswell, I empty a 1,5l bottle of it per day.
Things that are fast and easy to eat (for me at least).
- Ravioli and various canned foods - Eggs - Tuna salad (for snacks) - Protein shakes (the powder ones) - Bananas (complementary snack) - Cold cooked potatoes - Any kind of meat, like chicken etc
