Whenever I lift I do as many I can on the first set, wait a minute do another set the same, wait a minute, do another sett the same.

But now when I do it i don't get the same soreness the day after. is this normal?

It's called increase the fucking weight nigger.

Youd think that doing a shitload more reps and still fatiguing the muscle would still do something though.

so no more results at all out of using the same weight? I'm kind of limited on equipment.

you need to increase the amount of strain on the muscles aka increase the weight.

If you don't mind me hijacking this thread...I have a question sort of similar..when I started doing squats and deadlifts at really low levels, they were hard but not *omgimturningpurple* hard. Now I'm squating and deadlifting more than my bodyweight and its realllllly hard. I look like I'm going to burst something when I lift. If I kept doing these lifts at the same level, would they get much easier?

use your common sense, man.

when you do something, you get better at it. ALWAYS. so the answer to your question is yes.

from my experience it doesn't really start feeling any easier, you can just do more
300 feels just as heavy as 350 on my back, but i can do more reps with 300
