/fit/, this is my first time on here, but i like what i see. I am pretty damn scrawny, but somewhat agile because of it, but am no match for my friend. I want to build overall muscle, but i've only worked on main ones.I want to know how to work lats, obliques and forearms (i'm a rockclimber, but i don't get to go often). Hams would also be nice.
