Legs are killing me! After a week of using my legs everyday, whether it be biking or playing sports or running, AND squats a day ago...I ended my week with a 2 hour dance session on a dance floor and my legs are trashed. Anything I can take to speed up the healing process besides ibuprofen and water? I take protein and have a protein enriched diet too.

seconding rest. Lay in bed and watch TV or kick your feet up and browse the interweb all day.
The pain just means you need to do more squats.
Do squatz until your ass falls off.That or rest like you should. Stay hydrated and eat well and you'll be back to normal.
