ok /fit/ this is my situation, i play soccer for sport and have training on mondays and wednesdays and games on saturdays. I'm one of the fitest people in my team but im also fat, I weigh 75kgs and im 5ft 10. How can i lose this stomach. I have skinny arms and legs and i want to lose the stomach to help my soccer and life in general. Any advice is welcome.pic semi related
