Easy, they can't work out because they're too fat.. if it was important they could brace their knees, walk, or use an elliptical, if I can totally roll the shit out of my ankle till it swells like a titty and slowly work back into jogging and then running then you can get your fat ass off the couch and carefully walk around the block a few times as step 1.
They don't have time, 20 minutes is not shit and it's a big difference from 0.
Also I see lots of people who do shit like lazily stare off to space while idly pedaling a stationary bike on low resistance for 10 - 20 minutes once or twice a week, I see lots of fatties eat shit food and then wonder why their workouts fail, sugar... if you eat it at all then stfu about your cellulite, leaning all over a running machine or stairmaster, doing a billion sit-ups in an effort to lose your gut.
Also I hate people who I know are really strong, but they don't work out, you tell them to just be really easy on themselves the first week. They will work out till they're laid out for a month and then whine how sore they are every time you ask them to work out.
