The guys who say that those wavebags (water ones) are good for you are people who have probably learned how to use a bag.
You could probably knock over a wavebag, but a real boxer wouldn't, because when they hit a bag it's really not about strength. You'll be pretty much just pushing it as hard as you can with your fist, and this is wrong.
If you're gonna get a bag, learn to use it properly. Go take some boxing lessons at a gym. You'll learn a variety of different combos, and how to protect your hands, and also how to punch. Otherwise I gaurentee you that you'll get bored of it in like 5 days.
