you'll drop a shiton off the bat because your body will be like WTF IS GOING ON, but it'll adapt (plateau) and you'll need to eat like, 1500 one day, then 1000 the next, and do different exercises and all that good rot. Keep doing what you're doing till one week you dont lose anything, then its time to do different exercises and to mess around with your calorie intake.
