This is a pic of said gym, id also like to ask what kinda food i should be eating because today i had like 3 rice crispy squares with chocolate nuggets, 2 bowls of icecream and a P-vill sushi roll and a plate of bacon... Im doin it wrong, i wanna derail the habbit i just need something in ink so i cant pussyfoot around it.
