love handles Anonymous
/fit/ how do i get rid of my love handles... been working out for about 3 wks and seen improvement everywhere but the love handles and have no idea what is the best way to get rid of them...

whats /fit/'s opinion

you cant pinpoint weight loss its determined by your genetics and your overall body fat. Lower your body fat and your love handles will go away.

wow, you really expect results working out for 3 weeks? lol

if that was the case I would imagine I and alot of the anonymous would be pretty big by now since I've been lifting HEAVY for 4 years now, and i'm still far from my objective.

also, there's no targeting fat loss, you COULD try to porpotionate the rest but it's not that simple.

i was 5'11" 214 pounds and lost 20 lbs in only my first 4 weeks of exercise. 3 weeks can do a lot for a person who is just trying to lose weight. if shes seeing improvement, shes seeing improvement
