Good morning, /fit/ (Or Good _______, wherever the fuck you are). Need some Halp plox.

I'm 5'6", 210 lbs. and furiously working my way down to 150 lbs.

Aside from cutting junk food and soda out of my diet, what kind of stuff should I eat during the day? What kinds of exercise should I do? (I don't own a bench or a weight set, I was going for calisthenics and running to get the job done)

Diet is good. No junk food and soda is the best thing you can do. Also no Juice. Just Water and the ocassional glass of milk.

I don't know how fit you are, but go running and if you can run straight for half an hour, start to do 20 minutes of HIIT (30 seconds sprinting, followed by 30 or 60 seconds of running at regular speed).

HIIT burns fat better, liek 20 minutes of HIIT = 40 minutes of running.

I would do the veronicas, I see them around the valley in brisbane quite often.

As for diet, anything that's low in fat, it's not hard looking at the labels.

But various seeds and nuts are really healthy, as well as salmon.

Low fat, mid carb, high protein diet is very good.

I started the beginning of the year at 225, I'm at 203 now. It's not as fast as I could have possibly done it, but all I did was switch from real soda to diet, and just payed attention to how much I was eating. I didn't stop eating things all together, but 3 pieces of pizza for dinner, instead of 3/4 of one.

It's not hard to slowly lose weight, plus you get used to the plan, and realize that it's not a temporary diet, it's what you'll be eating.

Exercise only came into the picture the last few months, it's not required to lose weight, but damn I was scrawny (scrawny muscle, but a fatass, not a good combo).
