When I'm doing curls, or just lifting something heavy, my biceps are fine but my forearms feel like the bone is going to breakMight this be a case of MOAR forearm exercises, or could I have a small fracture or something?

Pretty normal if you do barbell curls. Other lifts it shouldn't hurt like that though...
well you havent used ur forearms enough, use fish oils and recovery supp, also milk
