What are some good muscle defining exercises that I can do without weights?

Note that I'm not trying to be a body builder or anything, I just want a slightly defined body.

everytime you stand up you squat probably about 300 pounds of fail

You have to build muscle before you can define it.

Compound exercises like chin ups, pull ups and press ups are good for building your upper body.

Pullups (deltoids, triceps), pushups (pectorals), chin ups (biceps), crunches (abs), handstand pushups (triceps), diamond pushups (triceps), situps, squats (quads), toe stands (calves).

(x) are just the major muscle groups; all of those are compound muscle builders, meaning they work on a lot of muscles at once.

You'll never gain much weight without weights, though.

Weights are your best bet, it would be detrimental
to not include them in your work out.

I can promise you, you won't get all big and beefy like body builders, those guys do WAY more work than you'd probably ever be willing to put forth into your workout routine and eating habits. Weights merely build strength and help your muscle growth, cardio is what will help you on building definition.
