Two unrelated questions1. Whenever i try to run for a length of time longer than 2 or 3 minutes, even just fast jogging, i get this incredibly sharp pain in my lower abdomen. Sometimes its on the right side, sometimes on the left. How the hell do i get rid of this? is it my breathing pattern? This is the only thing keeping me from jogging regularly.2. A good acne wash/preventer. I use some velocity face cream by mary kay right now, and it works well enough, but there are no mary kay vendors where my new home is, so I'll have to figure out an alternative soon. Also i have some slightly acne scarring from earlier episodes, any reliable ways to heal the skin?pic is a funny little gem from /v/
lol, they are called them side aches, they are cramps in your abs. Shit happens you just got to not be a pussy and keep jogging. Just go as long as you can and you will be able to go longer each time.
>>332810i thought that too, but isn't that usually on one side or both? and doesn't change sides?
shouldnt be hard to find a mary kay vendor. post on craigslist that you are looking for mary kay and every middle aged soccer mom in your city will be spamming your phone 24/7
the answer to number one is to just calm it down a littlelactic acid is building up
heh, girl gamers
I used to get this from eating too soon before running. I have to wait about two hours.
I've heared 1. can be caused by dehydration. Make sure you drink enough before you start.
nobody has addressed the acne scarring issue. I have heard that most cases will heal on their own but deep pits wont.
>>333375depends. If you have "boxcar" scars, which look like craters with sharp sides, you're going to need some surgery. Luckily said surgery isn't very complex and is probably cheap.
>>333384if you call $900 to $3000 cheap
shit happens to me too. I thought it was a hernia, but it wasn't.
