Hey /fit/,
I'm 5'5" and weigh 155 with chub in places it doesn't belong..this needs to change, fast. With the right diet and exercise, how much weight would it be possible to drop between now and the first week of June? Any recommended diet/exercise plans? I'm trying for as much as I can before then, regardless of the work it takes.

Serious responses are greatly appreciated.

You have 3 weeks, at most. Expect about 5 pounds weightloss done right, anything more is unhealthy, and probably too difficult for you to bother doing it under the pretence of fucking your body.

Eat the right things, and run. thats all their really is too it, if your in good enough shape, and have excercised fairly often in past, look into HIIT.

I'm in the same situation as you. I'm doing either HIIT or long distance everyday, and I do calestetics to add more tone. I've reduced my daily calorie intake by 500. So simple math says I should be loosing about 2 lbs a week.

I haven't really kept up with the latest forms of exercise and whatnot.. so I'm going to go ahead and ask this stupid question.. What exactly is HIIT? I know it's a high intensity workout.. but how exactly would one go about doing this?

my cardio routine consist of either a)running 5km as quickly as possible or b)running 250m(1/4km) as quickly as possible with a 60second walk in between each 250m. Each 250m generally takes about 35-60 seconds depending on which rep I am on. I do 8 reps so I am sprinting 2km in total. Eventually I want to be able to sprint 5km straight and very quick.
