>>92832 >Food I eat a bowl of sugarless oatmeal and drink a liter of water every morning. I usually stick to salads, fish, chicken, hummus, cucumbers, assorted fruits, and water. If it's not one of those things, I don't eat it. No food after 7:00. No excuses, no compensations. Nothing.
>Activity I go to the gym every second day. I run for about 40 minutes (I got up to about 3 miles) and hit the weights. I do assorted lifts that equate to legs and back on one days, and arms and chest on others.
I have a system of yoga and tai chi movements that I learned in a theater class that I do on my off days.
