i started working out to loss weight now i need to know what types of food to eatpic unrealted
sandwiches and lots of em, whole grain bread, turkey or possibly chicken.what do you like to eat? carrots ? apples?theres got to be something healthy you enjoy
Look for food high in saturated fat, carbs (eat alot of white bread and pasta), cheese etc.. Dont bother with protein, it will just turn to fat when you eat it so avoid meats.
