ahoy /fit/ its my first time here so dont disappoint me. Im looking for an easy way to train my chest muscles at home in my bedroom without tools or stuff, been building up my arm muscles and stomach muscles for something like a year but my chest still looks like a 10 year olds.

If you're serious, go to a hardware store, but a bag of sand (60 lbs for about 4 dollars) go home, empty the sand into seperate bags, tape em well, and presto, you got your own set of weights. Look around for some good chest excercises. Hell, if you're chest is small, maybe just keep the bag intact and do bench presses with it.

Semi-related question:

Is the Perfect Pushup worth it, or is it a big fat waste of money?
