Ok so I'm sick of being skinny and want to bulk up. I have a workout routine down but I need some advice with whey protein. I plan on using Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey but I want to know how much I should use and what size I should buy. I weigh 150 pounds and want to gain maybe 30 pounds if thats possible.

ok what is your routine? unless it involves heavy squats 2-3x a week, its not what you want. not trolling

Starting Strength by Rippetoe is your best bet, imo

do you own a body? congratulations! you now own your own body, all to yourself! Guess what? That means, noone, even doctors, knows exactly what your body can do! So..... buy it, and try it out for yourself, maybe? No body gets a manual with it, so we can't exactly tell you that 2.5 cups a day is sooo much better than 3 cups a day.

You get to experiment all by yourself! Good luck!
