I bought a kettlebell.

I'm after some help devising a workout regime. I'd appreciate any input I can get.

I'll bother to post on this since everything else is unrelated nudity at best, and CP.

Nobody on /fit/ has ever used a kettlebell. In fact, only 0.001% of the gym regulars have ever touched one. (myself included, BTW)Try Pavel's stuff. You can find a torrent for one of his books, they are out there. Just google "pavel warrior kettlebell torrent"

Fuck you. I'm an avid kettlebell user and a /fit/ regular.

OP, I like Mike Mahler's stuff more than Pavel's. But you still should watch Pavel's.

Fit isn't interested in kettlebells, because they don't offer 'get buff fast' solutions.

Look at the suggestions above, Pavel should get you started pretty quickly.

I'll buy a 16kg one off your hands, but don't expect to get full price for them.
