>>20530 Lets look for a moment into how fat deposits end up on the liver so we can know which foods to stay away from! The main way that the liver gets fat deposits is from over consumption of
. Drum roll
. Sugars. But remember, just because its not sugar when you put it in, doesnt mean it wont become sugar once its processed. This is why alcohol is very bad for your liver as your body converts it into sugars.
Studies show that people who have 2 drinks of alcohol a day are well on a path to liver problems or even liver failure. So then, for those who like to drink, what is a safe amount? Probably one drink every couple of days. Kind of disappointing for you binge drinking college freaks I know. But we are in a modern age where sugar consumption has gone through the roof. This means people you know, all around you, probably have very unhealthy livers, from years of built up misuse of their body.
So if avoiding diabetes wasnt enough of a reason to cut the sugars, please think of your liver, and dont forget to exercise. A healthy liver means youll feel healthier, more energetic, and youll be less susceptible to disease!
Have a healthy day /fit/!
