anyways fat lady, learn to count your calories meticulously. everyone, and i mean -everyone-, underestimates how much they're taking in. figure that shit out, and cut calories until you start losing weight (at a healthy rate).
don't eat anything processed...just because they generally don't satisfy hunger and have too many calories. eat vegetables, chicken breast/turkey breast, fat free cottage cheese, lentils, eggs, 100% rolled oats (not the sugary shit) and maybe some whole wheat bread once in awhile.
don't fucking blame your weight on medical conditions. if you're on synthyroid, your thyroid hormones should be relatively normal, unless your doctor is a fuckup. and again PCOS usually -resolves- with weight loss and comes back if you get obese again.
