sup /fit/ok, im a fairly average build, no problem of fatness or anything. im 17 (in b4 underage b&), and i want to bulk up.im not a skinny fag, im fairly toned. what advice do you have on protein shakes and all that shit? do they work?

What is the best time to sleep? iirc, growth hormone only peaks between like 8 and midnight. Around 1 or 2 am, cortisol starts to creep back up. I can't remember when testosterone goes up, early morning and early evening, I think.
