hallo, /fit/. I'm not entirely sure what's up lately, but I'm not feeling hungry. Usually I get hungry around meal times, but now I've lost my appetite. I find myself starting to eat, then finishing halfway through because I'm full, and not enjoying it. It's kind of a recent thing, and I've no idea what's caused it. What do you guys think it is?

OP here. On a sidenote, what do you guys recommend to stimulate hunger? I can't really work out, since I have a busy schedule, and no proper gyms.

it happens when you are working out. since you are still eating, no big deal.You're eating less because your body doesn't need to eat xbox huge anymore.

I know what you mean but I have a different problem, for some reason every few hours my stomach starts to hurt and sometimes it even makes noise, my only soulution up until now has been to eat to make myself feel better and my sypmtoms just go away I don't understand. Please help me /fit/

your stomach is getting smaller. it's no bad thing, and will pass with time. dont eat for the sake of it

Try to enjoy food. Eat something you really love and savour the shit out of it.

If all else fails, just smoke some pot. That'll make anyone hungry.
