/fit/, I just woke up at 1:31 PM after a long as night. Anyway, I need to eat. Is this too much of a big breakfast? I'm probably going to eat this, a snack at maybe 4:00 PMish, and then dinner. Anyway, this is what I'm going to eat:

Two eggs
Bread to put egg with and eat
bowl of Special K and skim milk

I tell all my friends not to drink cow's milk unless its organic, and skim milk is just pointless. Drink whole milk, it contains all of that good stuff that the people who want to be "toned" and "skinny" tell you is bad. Also, how are you preparing your eggs? What kind of bread are you eating?

Because to me, thats a decent breakfast. Mind you I'd eat oatmeal or bran flakes instead of Special K.
