Heres my diet mis/fit/s, see what you think:
7AM: Cup of cereal, 3 eggwhites, piece of some fruit. 10:00AM: Protien Powder (Gladiator Mix from Smoothie King.. 45g of pure whey isolate and eggwhite protein) 1:00: Turkey sandwich with lowfat cheese on wheat bread, some veggies. 4:00: Baby Carrots or Snap Peas 7:00: Meal replacement smoothie from Smoothie King (Shredder, High protein, low carb), with some veggies.
