Hey /fit/, do I have skin cancer?

A while ago, I joined the school track team and did a lot of running. I got a lot of blisters on my feet, a few of them were pretty nasty, and one of them healed as a black splotch. I'm not certain, but I think the black splotch is getting bigger as well. It looks to be just below the epidermis. I bit a chunk out just to get a better look at it.

Pic related.

As a physician, from just visual analysis, I'd say it's lupus.

Is it so unheard of to ask a health question on a health forum?

Is it normal for scar tissue to look like that?

it's probably just an infection; i can't see, is there any pus?

it also could just be dirt irritating your skin if it got underneath

go to the doctor if you're really that worried

it's sarcoidosis

it's probably just blood trapped between layers of dead skin
still, if you're really worried, go to a doctor
