I have a bruise on my shoulder. Most likely, It was caused by over working my shoulder muscle and tearing it. Could you suggest some ways that I could go about reducing scar tissue from forming on my shoulder muscle?

You can't really "reduce" scar tissue. The best thing you can do is rest and not fuck it up more.

If you are forming scar tissue, than you did more than overworking it.

Ice pack, rest, and a doctors visit for scarring. Whatever work you do, practice better ergonomics

if you had a torn muscle you would know it (being in extreme pain when moving your shoulder and stuff like that)
