Hey /fit/,

I've got a football match in an hour and I need to know what I've done to my shoulder.

I can lift it easily with my elbow bent and wrist towards my collar bone, but when I let it down I get a stabbing pain.

I haven't done any physical exercise the day before or after I got it and so I don't know how this could have happened, other than sleeping awkwardly!

OP Here, I actually meant the Australian one which has both and still manages to be violent.

It doesn't matter anyway now, I got best on ground and I jarred my jaw and can't completely close my mouth D:
