Start with a tablespoon at every meal, then slowly increase the amount. I currently drink 16oz per day (eight 2oz shotglasses), which is 4000 calories. With meat, fruits, veggies, nuts, etc. I get about 6000 calories a day, and am slowly packing on weight.
