I'm a 2.5 with a little less flab. I lift all the time so I have plenty of upperbody, I think I just need to put more emphasis on running.

Ummm... Well, I guess I'm the female equivalent of a 2? I'm not obese, but I've put on about 15-20ish pounds since I got to college. Working my way towards a 3 or a 4.

Its a great way to keep track of what and how much you're eating. In my opinion, you're less likely to eat bad things if you have to stare at a list of your shame. Its free too.
