Are these as healthy as they are delicious? Each bar (100mg) has only 100 calories, no fat, 23g of carbs and 2g of protein. These are fucking delicious and two of them (200 calories) can fill me up for a good few hours.I'm doing a workout around losing weight and working my abs (5 foot 11, 175 pounds), and I hope these don't interfere.

while it may not be bad for you, you shouldn't be using it to replace meals or anything like that, only a snack.
46g of simple carbs usually isn't great in a cutting diet. I wouldn't touch them. If you absolutely must eat them, save them for immediately after an intense strength workout, and consume with some protein.
