It's been 48 hours since I lifted weights. Actually, that was my first time so I'm barely getting started. My biceps are a s till bit sore though. Should I give myself another day or should work out today?

Yeah, I still do four miles of cardio almost every day. I'm not really trying to gain muscle as much as I'm trying to keep the same amount while I burn the fat off.
