hello, /fit/. Quick question. I've noticed that when I drink (anything, from Coke, to water, to diluted juice), I put on a pound. Is this "water weight" that I've been hearing about? Also, do you lose this weight when you urinate? Something I've noticed, and I'm a little curious.
