No, moderation is key, someone with a mid range bf % and a fairly substantial amount of muscle would be best off. If your body has to burn to much protein or fat for energy toxic byproducts will start to build up, and in both cases may kill you, thats why good carbohydrates are an important part of a healthy diet. Really though, whoever ate the most nutritous foods prior to the crach would probably be best off, as they would have the most stored nutrients to work with, and generally you run out of stored vitamin and mineral store before you run out of calories.
