Chicken soup - what kind?

Get rid of any pastas.

Cut down from whole milk to semi skimmed and then from there.

pasta is the best thing to eat.

Nice pic, OP.

This thread is now about female athletes.

probably sodium nitrite on the meats , if you want to be a food nazi that is

>>64009

Op here. It's homemade. I boiled the chicken myself to make the broth so it is low sodium and tastes amazing.

>>64051

Eh, I guess I am not so worried about the sodium nitrite because I eat such a negligable amount of deli meats. A half pound lasts me almost two weeks.

And female althelets are _always_ welcome.

Glycemic index. They spike your blood sugar. I have not looked into whole wheat pastas. Opinions?

I eat whole wheat pasta for the sake of fiber, I don't know anything about Glycemic index.

It tastes pretty much like normal pasta.

Miracle whip?

Or nothing, It's good but once you're weaned off of it, it's not that vital.

BTW I approve the OPs picture.

Op here:

I only use mayo when I eat tuna. If I have a sandwich with deli meats I use brown mustard and horseradish (though that is at home and not in my college apt)
