Carpal Tunnel Syndrome? Anonymous
Lately my hands and wrists are sore while I'm on the computer. I noticed that I flex my wrists throughout the day because of this pain. Possibly unrelated, but I also noticed a minor pain on the side of my hand last week that lasted the entire day.

Is there anything here I should be worried about?

I can't. I work on the computer.

only way to make it go away is to improve your posture and use the computer less. Don't make the same mistake I did and just hope it will go away.

take a 10 day vacation (more if you can afford it) and during it stay away from the computer (no not even 5 minutes per day) also try doing some light wrist stretches and strengthening exercises if they don't cause the same kind of pain
when you return to work read up on all the preventive measures for carpal tunnel syndrome and do them all from day 1

if that doesn't help change jobs
no job is worth your health

try getting a trackball mouse, that is, assuming the wrist that handles the mouse is in the most pain.

Otherwise, pay attention to the things they tell you to avoid RSI in the first place.

When you sit down and type are your elbows comfortably resting and above your wrists? Or do you sit, rest your elbows and your wrists are elevated above your elbows?

Don't worry, you are developing into a wolverine, it's normal.
