Suggestions most welcome. Past 160 days been doing the following.

Morning: porridge
Lunch: porridge
Dinner: Steak + veggies(ton of veggies)

Weight at the start: 98kgs
Weight currently: 80kgs

Daily now, I do 5km jogs for 30 minutes. Been doing this for the past 30 days. The previous exercise was 2.5 km's each day.

Any recommendations how to speed up the weight burning proccess? Found increasing the joging distance has help speed it up. Though slow proccess getting bellow 80kgs.

P.S. The only drinks i drink now is tea, and water.

Try HIIT.

Time for muscle!!!!

Weight Lifting before your cardio for many reasons. It makes cardio more effective by depleting glycogen stores, which means your cardio uses fat for fuel.

Also, it builds lean muscle which looks good, but also requires more calories to maintain, which is an increase in metabolism. Say you're eating 2500 calories a day and thats a deficit of 500. Add more muscle and all of a sudden its like your deficit is now at 750. (Not accurate math, just for illustrated purposes)

Friends have said to me, to start hitting the gym and start lifting the weights. They said because of my frame and upper body strength i will never really be skinny. So they said work the upper body.

Also too, any recommendations how long to go to the gym. To do 1 day at the gym then the next day joging?

Don't go jogging on daily basis, do it everey two or three days, but then put every effort possible into it.
The reason for this is because muscles need recovery time to grow, and the more muscles you have, the higher your energy intake is (you burn more Calories).

That is also the reason why you should start weighlifting.

The other reason is because your arms look like you have trouble lifting your dick with both hands to take a piss (which is a shame, considering it is only 3").

Good luck.

i dont think you're eating enough....... porridge for two meals of the day?

Up your meals to 5-6 a day, every 3 hours. Take your target calorie intake, let's say 2000 calories, divide that by 5, = 400. Each meal you have should be 400 calories. Make sure you get a ton of protein, especially within one hour after work out (eggs, soy, chicken--- all good sources of protein). This will help you repair muscles faster.

The rationale behind eating less more often is that your stomach takes 3 hours to digest, while it's digesting food your metabolism goes up. By doing this 5-6 meal plan your metabolism is always going to be raised while you're digesting food--- more calories burned.

Look into HIIT, do it at least 3 days a week, every other day. Do weight training the other 3 days between HIIT days.

Drink plenty of water, sleep at least 7 hours a day!

wow nice effort congrats.

keep up what you're doing. run 3 times a week or your bones will start to bend/get splints/become unhealthy.

lift weights 2 - 3 times a week.

change one of the porridge meals too. something else healthy.

My recommendations:
Lift weight 3 times a week (mon, wed, fri)
Do cardio 3 times a week (tue, thu, sat)

Try HIIT as someone mentioned, it's really efficient.

Drink 1 cup of coffee 30 min before workout (both before strength and cardio). This will give you extra energy and increase your metabolism.

Eat a snack (a fruit, I usually take a banana) between morning-lunch and lunch-dinner.

Change your lunch to something with more protein. You could eat fish/chicken(breasts, it has the least amount of fat, and don't eat the skin) or turkey. Eat it with sallad and some whole wheat pasta.

A tip regarding porridge: Add an egg in your oatmeal before putting it in the micro! Add cinamon and frozen raspberries on top.
