if anyone could answer my question, it'd be /fit/

A couple years ago I lost a buttload of weight, but that has left me with a bit of extra skin hanging around, specifically on my lower stomach, my butt, thighs, and to be quite honest, my tits are kinda saggy too. I exercise a bit (swimming, raquetball, the elliptical), but apparently, it's not enough.

Anyone know of a good way to tone up these areas, say, in time for a friends wedding in August?

gain weight to fill the skin out, start weight lifting if you haven't already, your skin SHOULD bounce back after a year or so if you didn't lose like 500 pounds
