Hey /fit/,
you guys have helped me a LOT in the last 2 months, Ive really trimmed down so much.

Im facing one area which Id like to work on. I have bitch tits. They don't look massive here, and in fact they can sometimes look like built pectoral muscles if im wearing a shirt, however, they are fat, I can feel them moving and shit when I run.

Is there anyway to speed up the process of losing these fuckers?

At the moment I have a healthy diet and do 15 mins of HIIT every second day & 10 minutes of jogging after.

Yeah, it's mainly based on body fat but you're at the stage where muscle would actually make a visual difference so yeah, musclebuildintimekthx? 15 minutes of HIIT seems unrealistic with 10 minutes of jogging afterwards so if you're doing full out ZOMG LION sprints it doesn't seem practical (but im not you and im obviously not there or masturbating watching you run in the bushes). Start doing sets of pushups throughout the day and try to get into a handstand against the wall (hold for time) to try to make some shoulder meat appear. If you could do pullups or chins on a tree or some shit, that would be hardcore, too. Anyways, even people with pecs feel that moving shit, it's annoying as hell.

I have a well developed chest and my pecs still jump when i'm running, I guess it looks better being muscle than fat though.

OP, the best thing to do is to carry on with what you're doing, but also throw in some chest exercises that'll help build and tone up your pecs at the same time.

Tittays will be gone in no time.

be careful. i have the same problem, but earlier when i was just going to the gym and not running/ doing calisthenics, when my chest got bigger, the boobs stuck out more. keep up with the running, do some cali also.

I have one issue with pushups throughout the day... does it not make you into a sweaty/smelly bastard by the end of the day?
Another question, is doing 100 pushups at once the same as 10 sets of 10 over a 12hour period?

I have a pull up bar but its shit, keeps slipping off the door frame :/

Get one that screws in, punch your mom in her grill if she doesn't like it (it's worth more than the $15 bucks walmart charges). Any consecutive reps will be harder than reps throughout the day. I used to do like 25 every period in the bathroom and it never got me that nasty (bring deodorant to the school if you're worried).

If you were to split your push ups up, it would be better to do it into 2x50 or 4x25. It's good to at least keep some kind of intensity going.

Although if you were going to do 10x10, you'd do well to just take 5-10 second break in between sets.

By the way, when I say start chest exercises, I don't mean go all out and start benching 200 pound etc. Just do enough to get the muscle working there.

Pushups and Situps dont remove beer guts or man tits, run a lot first to drop a little weight, then start doing them to build muscle and increase definition.
