HGH!
Really, i'm almost 20 and way the fuck too short, and I want to get back into a good workout routine (i did things all wrong, i worked out HARD from 13-17, i think i ended up stunting my growth, anywho) I figured if I increased my HGH levels and testosterone levels at least temporarily i could kick myself into a good routine.

So the question remains, how would I do both of these things? After a little research (see: google) I came up with this, i'd like to know what you think about it all.

HGH: Actual HGH can only be perscribed, however supplements exist which can supposedly boost your body's production of HGH. The product I saw mentioned the most was secretagogue-1.

Testosterone: People my age shouldn't be taking testosterone supplements, but I could take "ZMA" Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate, Magnesium Aspartate and vitamin B-6
Also i'm interested in allicin which is apparently found in garlic (I can't just go chow down on garlic cause it doesn't just make my breath bad, it makes my BO reak of garlic)

Anyways, like I said, total newfag here, any comments, suggestions, or less than brutal criticism would be awesome.

how high are you compared to your parents?
i doubt you stunted your growth by working out (no real evidence of that happening), unless you fractured a growth plate (and you would know if you did)

about boosting your hgh and test...those supps mostly don't work (zma may work if you are deficient in the things it contains)
if you really wanted hgh or test there are ways for you to get it but i would recommend against that (you wouldn't be able to afford hgh anyway - it's fucking expensive)

That said, you probably won't grow much, your bones are pretty much done growing, if you acted while you were still growing you might have made a difference, but there is little now you can do, short of surgery.

I'm marginally taller than my mom and way shorter than my dad, my little brother who just turned 16 is already several inches taller than me, i'm 5'6"

so hgh supplements don't work? that's kinda depressing, but kinda what I expected, there's alot of black magic crap out there.

as far as test goes, i don't really know if i'm deficient or anything, but I sure don't feel like i used to, I suppose alot, if not all of that could be attributed to my poor health relative to what I was.

But that's more the point of this than anything else anyways, getting back on the band wagon, it's a bit of a catch 22, i haven't got the energy to workout like i used to, and i probably don't have the energy to workout because i'm out of shape. I guess the smart thing to do would be to just grow a pair and start working out again.
