quick question, /fit/: kettlebells?

i hear all kinds of good things, but can they be relied on solely in liu of everything else? cardio aside, i'm thinking of using one or two of these exclusively to build strength (not trying to bulk up, just stay in moderate shape)

They really aren't the be all end all.

I mean, they can be good for some different assistance exercises, but you can basically do everything with regular dumbells that you can do with kettlebells

You won't build much strength with that shit. Also fucking expensive. Stick with dumbbells.
