22yr-old, 175lb rugby player here, just did my first day of BJJ yesterday, not only was it an incredible workout, i got my @$$ handed to me by a 15yr-old 125lb kid (granted, he was the instructor's son, but damn). Think i'm going to stick with this for a while. Possibly supplement it with Muay Thai Kickboxing (also offered @ the BJJ complex)
