if you bail on a workout, don't even think about failure. just know that the next time you work out you WILL rip shit up. a positive mental attitude works wonders.
i hope you didn't turn to those biscuits as some sort of comfort, because if you did, that's a way bigger problem to sort out before anything else. sure, food tastes good, but see it as fuel first and pleasure second, otherwise you might not reach your goals regardless of your exercise routine.
