as>>149669said just stop eating so much. I have been on a diet for 3 months now and when my family has a weekend meal I cannot eat 1/2 of what I used to be able to shovel down. It sucks for the first week or so, but your stomach adapts quick and you stop eating as much at one sitting. However if you are working out regularly and eating 4-6 small meals a day you will get hungry much more often. I cannot go for more then 5 hours without eating anything. I once went 8 hours in the middle of the day because I forgot to bring a lunch and it was torture to make it home and get some decent food.
