1. Isopure (Alpine Punch) (210 cal, 50g of protein) 2. Cup of OJ (110 cal) 3. 1/2 cup of egg whites (60 cal, 12g of protein) 4. berries (optional) 5. Bunch of ice
If you want some ridiculous protein and you have an Omaha Steaks around, go get some Italian-Style Chicken Breast (prepared). It has 90 calories and 21 grams of protein. I usually have two on my lifting days.
