>>113496 Well, I don't have too much choice as I still live at home. I don't have a job at the moment because I just got laid off, so no money either. I'm trying to eat about 2000 a day, but I'm not doing the best yet. I am going from 3500 a day, so I am making progress.
I'll start doing all of those dumbbell routines. Any suggestions on what weight I should buy?
And finally, yeah, I'm giving my body a break. On Monday, Wednesday, and Friday I run, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday I do upper body, and on Sunday I rest.
