I know it seems rude of me to come to you and ask you to just plan out my life for me, but I've been trying to do this on my own for a long time and despite taking advice and diet information from people everywhere, I seem unable to find the right thing for me. The obvious thing is just "eat healthy and exercise more" which I actually do, and have done since the beginning of 2008. I think my biggest downfall is not being organised enough and not really having a proper meal plan, it really just consists of: wake up, eat some high fibre cereal or poached eggs, work out like the motherfucking fist of the north star until I'm tired, do housework, eat food if I feel hungry, do more exercise and various housework then have a meal on a fuck load of veg and a bit of meat, work out some more and then sleep. This is where I am coming to you for help, I want you /fit/ to try and make me up a daily routine and hopefully a good weekly diet (although I may harass /ck/ about the details). I know I'm asking for too much from you guys, but I'm desperate and just sick and tired of this not working out when I've been genuinely trying my best. I'm obviously just doing it wrong.

Of course my goal is to lose 100lbs and get to around 150lbs. I am also currently unemployed so I need to make the extra effort. I really just want to do this to get back to doing fun shit like climbing mountains and swimming again. (I cried like a pussy bitch when I got out of breathe swimming, it was the only thing I was good at, hur dur whale)
