I'm a girl. What weights do I do to tighten up but not get bulky? Not going for a body builder look here.

You will never get big unless you eat like a walrus. Just lift heavy.

Crunches 100-200+ (also turn from side to side, so that the sides of your abdomen will also be trained)
Cardio

Bodybuilders do intense weight training for years and years and have insane diets, so you will not turn into a bodybuilder by doing basic weight training.

Not really, since in the media they see ZOMGTHIN women that everyone accepts and adores. Women with healthy curves just aren't held to the same par.

Anyway, OP, do some circuit training that has endurance weight lifting and cardio. Also, yoga.

A bulk of my protein comes from milk and milk products. Is that ok? I'm not a bodybuilder.

Weight lifting any amount is more likely to cause you to become more toned and to look slimmer than to bulk up because you are a chick. Dudes bodies work differently and bodybuilding women really have to work at bulking up like they do.
