Alright /fit/
I was overweight and had alot of unwanted excess body fat. I started doing weights for about a month and now i run for 20-30mins everynight. Its about to start snowing in a few weeks but i dont want to stop (and i wont) how long until i start seeing results? I dont wanna be skinny i just want to lift up my shirt and be impressed not depressed. (Im starting to notice a difference.

Well you're thinking the right way by lifting weights and doing cardio. You want to know how long until you start SEEING results. This is a hard question to answer depending on your weight, however, the scale should've showed some difference by now for sure. If it doesn't, you're most likely eating too much. Or eating the wrong things.
