halp, I'm on the home stretch when it comes to getting rid of a fat stomach, to get rid of this fat

should I keep doing cardio alot, or just make the switch to lifting?

I've just read some things about cutting and bulking and how people overemphasize it only true bodybuilders/powerlifters need to do it for competitions and shit

so yea, would strictly lifting and mild caloric intake increase still help me burn fat at the same rate as cardio and decreased caloric in take?

or should I just cut for 2 months then start eating moar and lifting?

cannot burn fat and gain muscle at thesame time

Do both

doing both works, but I'd suggest doing some pussy isolation exercises and leaving your leg day before at the end of the week

5x5 + cardio = hard

Yes you can. Especially if you have very little muscle to begin with.

Only cardio and eating right will really cut the fat. However, you're not going to see your abs if they're not strong and big enough to protrude a bit. You're going to have to either build up abdominal muscles so that they protrude, then cut the fat, or vice-versa.

You can't build and burn at the same time unless you're just starting or roiding it up.

Personally, I would continue focusing on cutting. During this time, I would slowly up any weightlifting routine or start basic bodyweight exercises if you're not doing anything. If it's just two months, it's just to months. Then bulk up, and cut again as necessary.

Or, you could instead only have 2 phases.

bulking and more bulking.

cutting is for fags, get huuuuge, and get STRONG

I am pretty much just starting up, lost a bunch of fat from months of cardio/eating clean and have been on a 5x5 for about 2 months now

but am still eating clean, just eating more

you'll always burn more claories by doing a good cardio workout.

but lifting can help too, it will help improve your body composition more as you will gain a bit more muscle cells, which have a higher metabolic rate, which in turn means you will burn more day to day.
