So back when I was at 285-260, I was able to do an hour and half of exercise. Now that I'm at 250, I get tired by the first hour. I can't seem to do an hour and half anymore. Is this because I'm not motivated or because I have no energy left?

i would have to say you're losing the motivation or possibly just bored. happens tome all the time, change it up and you'll get back into it

try nature instead of the gym. i live in a big city and i walk 2.5 miles to work everyday...the city becomes my gym! :D

walk to the grocery store instead of drive, etc

Remember to eat something about 30 minutes - hour before you work out. Gives you energy and will be burned off within the first 20-minutes or so of aerobics.

Kinda like priming the pump for calorie burning. It may seem counterintuitive to eat something that has 2-300 calories before trying to burn off 600 or so, but it works well.

I have heard that it is better to work out and then eat because your body will burn off calories and then when you eat it will use what you eat to replenish the body.
