Is this a good routine:

Day 1:Back/Biceps/Abs
Day 2:Chest/Triceps/Shoulders
Day 3:Lower body/Abs
Day 4:Rest
-Restart cycle-

I do 30 minutes of cardio on every day except day four.
I usually alternate between resistance and strength training every other cycle.

it could be, but I don't really know anything about muscles or kenesiology, so expressing an affirmative opinion over the matter would be ludicrous. But, to show you my support in helping you find the correct answer to your query, I've given it at least a minute of thought.
Regardless, my understanding of the subject is limited, and I'll thusly remain neutral.
