Looking for some comments...am I generally fit/fat/skinny (lol)

Should I hit the gym some more? If so where should I focus more.

Skinny-fat...well I've never heard of the term before but I suppose it means under all that fatty goodness lies a ...well you know non-fatty goodness. Anyways, thanks for the comment.

It means you probably don't weight a lot (you are not obese if you follow the shitty BMI) but since you have no muscles at all (lol arms), your bodyfat % is probably high. Around 24-25% i would say.

K, thanks guys. Also I know my arms are on the smallish side (my forearms are actually almost as big -_-') I can still bench around 180lb (weigh 170 lbs, 5'10") squat 300lbs and can do about 3-4 reps with 40lb dumbbells.

Idk if that sorta matches my body type but yea..not impressive but not too bad either though :P

Last time I ran was 2 years ago so yea...I've built up quite a bit of fat. I was able to run 3.1 miles in under 21 min then *sigh*

Forgot to mention I can also swim a mile in under 30 min (about 70 laps) but I can't do that turning thingy to save my life.
