Dearest /fit/,

I have acquired P90X and have some pressing issues:

I am not a fatty, I'd suppose you'd call me a well built ecto, but still looking to gain some muscle (weight included). Now, is this P90X program good for someone in my shoes, or will I just get skinnier?

It all depends on how you eat. Doing any kind of excercise but not eating enough to build muscle isn't gonna help. Also do the expert ones.

I beg to fucking differ. OP here, I just got done doing day 1 and I feel like shit.. but in a good way. I'm up to about 2200 cals after I eat sum delicious turkey. Supper should throw me to over 3k, drank some whey protein, feels good man.

I highly recommend this p90x shit, it's ridiculous and very hard to keep up.

OP again, I've come to a conclusion:

Whether you are trying to lose or gain weight, this is the right program for you. Diet is the only factor in the weight gain/loss factor.
