Hey /fit/I am about 5'9 and I weigh 140I'm trying to get more fit..I eat like shit(mostly fast foods because I dont know how to cook) and I hardly ever work out. I use to play basketball a lot and I still enjoy playing it.Is there anyway I can achieve a better look? People call me squirmy or flabby. Maybe drop a little weight then gain muscle is what im trying to do. I dont have a gym membership and I dont drive either so im pretty much limited to what I can do.I can do running around my block and some dumbell workouts.(also have the perfect pushup but havent touched it in 2 months or so) Also I want to lose my gut and get some abs. I want to eat healthy but what is there to eat that is easy to cook or easy to get. And also what ar some workouts I can do?I need a daily plan please /fit/.picunrelated
