do this Monday thru Saturday. on Sunday eat whatever you want, sugar included. Monday, back on no sugar.
after 2-3 weeks of 6 days no sugar, 1 day sugar ok, you'll find your appetite for it is less. you won't need willpower because you wont want it as much. kapish?
also, throw out all the sugary food in your cupboards first, so you won't be tempted. have a substitute ready, like cold water or tea or black coffee for when you feel the urge to cheat.
