I have tips for stretch marks only, not your other questions.
First of all, as far as I know, there's no way to make them COMPLETELY go away...however, you can drastically reduce their appearance.
Here's some things you can do.
Exfoliate the stretch marks and the surrounding area...frequently (like 2 or 3 times a week) and HARD. Like, you might even want to use a fine sandpaper for it. I personally use one of those scratchy sponges that you're supposed to wash dishes with. This scrapes off a little bit of the top layer of skin and stimulates collagen in the area. You might also want to put some kind of moisturizing lotion on them, or a stretch mark cream, like cocoa butter or Striae. I used Striae and have seen some good results.
Eating and drinking things that are healthy for your skin could help with your stretch marks. Lots of fruits and veggies, lots of water, protein-rich foods, etc. Make sure you get plenty of vitamin C, E, A, B, zinc, and possibly MSM. You might also just take a skin/hair/nails supplement. I have even gone so far as to take pure collagen supplements, like aminosculpt.
Don't think about them so much. If you obsess over them, it will slow their healing process (mind over matter, positive feelings, yadda yadda).
Also, massaging the skin where you have stretch marks, along with the stretch marks themselves, can help. Stimulates blood flow, speeds up healing, etc. This can work for any type of scar.
Eventually consider getting a laser treatment, or microdermabrasion, or a chemical peel. These things will help, but until you have the money to afford these things, try the tips I've mentioned.
