another new fag here...im currently at 70Kg and 1.79m big
i dont consider myself fat but i want to get some abs and muscles at general...im not interested into oversized muscles or bodybuilding shaped...
and i dont want to go to gym...so
any /fit/d00ds that are working out at home...
what are your tools of the trade...

get into cardio before anything else, just so you dont end up a bulky fuck whos still gonna have a heart attack @ 50

i was agoraphobic for four years and forced myself to run for 30 minutes a day. mp3 player and youre set. read a beginners guide, and then come back asking about upper body/general weights in a few weeks/months

since starting, i have devoted half an hour every day.

always warm up a little by taking a short walk. walk more, and so dome stretches afterwards

week one: run for a minute, then walk at a good pace for four. repeat for 30 mins

week two: run for two minutes then walk for three. repeast for 30 minutes

etc

dont be at all disconcerted if you have to repeat a week, or maybe have the odd day off or just walking or whatever. i was 240lbs (6 feet tall) and piss weak, and could run for 30 minutes a day after about two months

feels good man (apart from your calves if you overdo it)
