Hi, I do muay thai, but my high kicks suck. what kind of streches should i be doing to get my kicks high quickly. thanks.

stretch kicks

just swing your leg as high as possible without bending at the knee, repeat about 50 times per leg, split up into sets of 10 or so

Static holds should also be incorporated, such as doing a side kick or front kick in slow motion as high as you can and leaving it fully extended for a few minutes. Splits will also help.
