Is it alright to do a full body work out 3 times a day? I'm trying to build strength (a la 5x5s) and this is my current workout (MWF) :
Bar Curl
Squats
Bench Press
Lat Pull
Back Extensions
Military Press
Calf Raises

And then I do crunches (100) and pushups (60) every day of the week. Is this alright?

I meant 3 times a week, also my gym is fucking retarded and doesn't allow Powercleans or Deadlift. Its the OSU gym btw >_>
...I Guess I'll work in bent over rows? This list obviously doesnt include my cardio workouts because thats unrelated to my question

3x a week every other day is perfectly fine. as long as you get a good 24 hour break between full-body workouts so you get a chance to heal. the crunches and such daily are ok, less stress than weights
