Hey /fit/
I work out three times a week on my home gym.
What other things can I do to lose my excess fat?
Do you know of any good diet pills or vitamins?
Perhaps some sort of Whey protein?

I do some jogging as well.

Stay off the pills and stay off the whey protein for now, if fat loss is your goal.

3 workouts a week sounds fine so focus on your diet. Cut your saturated fats and refined sugars to a minimum. Fat is not necessarily BAD for you but sat. fat and trans fat is.

Cola and junk food is a big no, of course.
I also need to replace my foods... white bread with whole grain...
That kind of thing.
