Diet. The almighty question on /fit/.

So, many of us here are athletes. That means we need to make sure what we eat counts.

We have heard many different opinions on what to eat and what not to eat.

According to the pyramid, we should be getting:

8-11 servings of grains

3-5 servings of vegetables

2-4 servings of fruits

2-3 servings of meat

It is altered to whatever you are trying to do, if you are losing weight then its wrong, if you are gaining muscle then its wrong, if you are maintaining weight, then its partially wrong.
