If i just weight trained, would i lose weight aswell as build?

yes, you sweat and thus lose some water weight.

yes.
some people argue that intense weight lifting burns more/increases cardio than running...don't think that's very true though.

i'd recommend some cardio, run 3 times a week for maybe 30 mins in 1 min intervals of sprinting and jogging/walking. also hold your abs in tight when you do this, get a nice burn going.

Dedicated weight training does not often yield a lot of weight loss. Rather, it yields a change in body composition, but you generally gain more weight or stay around the same weight. This is only if you're dedicated to gaining muscle, though.

If you're going for pure weight loss, you need mostly cardio with casual resistance training.

So, if you're doing a lot of weight training constantly, don't expect a huge difference on the scale, but you'll eventually see the difference in the mirror.

30 minutes of HIIT? :|

That's pretty overkill, most people do it for 10 minutes.
