Hey /fit/, ive been wondering for a while now when your body primarly sheds weight? After exercise, during sleeping?... any medifag here who cares to indulge me? Ive been trying to find the pattern now for a while but cant seem to find it, seems to be relatively constant, with perhaps a little more during sleep but this makes absolutely no sense.

It sheds the most weight when you take a knife and make a large incision in your belly and cut out large amounts of fat. Be sure to have a blowtorch handy so you can cauterize any big arteries that you accidentally cut.

to OP: your body will lose weight when you piss, shit, sweat (actually happens all the time... it typically evaporates immediately), or physically remove something from it

it sheds teh most weight when you take a dump, though
