SQUATZ, etc Butts !!lyLcZqPStDL
So Thursday morning I woke up and I had some minor pain in my back from sleeping funny. I figured that it'd just go away on its own by midday anyway, right, so what'd be the harm in working out? So I went to the gym, got through my 5x5 set of SQUATZ, barely started to overhead press, and said fuck it. It was getting worse, fast, so I went home. The next day I woke up and it felt like every muscle in my back was killing me, not just the small places that hurt before. I'm pretty sure squatz aren't supposed to work your back significantly? Now Saturday morning, I'm still sore, but a lot better. So my question is, did I fuck something up or what? What about what I did would make all my back muscles sore? I'm so pissed that I can't go to the gym right now. Pic clearly related.

u probably pulled somthing, take a week off to let things heal and start off light the falling week.

makes sure u do workout your back and your core. ppl who don't are the ones that get hurt.
