Hey /fit/, In the last 2 months I lost about 15 lbs. I've been going on a 4 mile bike ride daily (quickest time 16:45, from 20:00). I went from benching 100 to 150.The next thing I need to improve is my diet.Pic unrelatedI drink a gallon of water every day. But I'm running out of good things to eat. I've eliminated fast food, and switched to wheat bread/pastas. But Fruit / Yogurt / Salads / Brown Rice is starting to get old.List off some of your favorite healthy meals or snacks that are still tasty. I'd like to eat them weeklyPic very unrelated.

yo, you can still have fast food, just don't get the pop or the fries, just get liek the double cheeseburgers from mac D's. Cheap, and a solid source of protein
Eat fish, dark leafy greens, nuts, etc.
