Your diet is the most important aspect of your health exercise comes second. Eating 5 small well balanced meals throughout the day along with cardio everyday and drinking lots of water is whats going to make you lose weight. Soda and sugar loaded snack and junk foods are not an option unless its very sparingly once every week or something. If you can handle that then you're on your way towards losing weight and being healthy, if not then stop being a little bitch and just do it.
