there's plenty of foods that are high in fibre, 'cause it makes you feel full but has 0 calories, so it's very very usefull for people who are pussies but still need to lose weight.
There's a TON of breakfast cereals that are high in fibre, worth grabbing a lower sugar higher protein one of them imo.
Eat wholemeal instead of white breads, the bird seed mix shit's even better (I dig it personally, gives me some ammo to spit at ppl). Lots of legumes, stuff like baked beans, lentils etc. Plenty of fruit and vegies.
Seeing you're losing weight, alot of this shit should be the next step in your goal to transform physique.
