I get on the stack every summer and i get great results. But I only do it for those 3-4 months because by fall, I start feeling unhealthy. It is a hunger suppressant, and with the caffeine, I start feeling strung out eventually. This stim is basically like speed, without the addiction(except for the caffeine).
I use this time to focus entirely on cardio. I do weight training too, but just enough to try to maintain my strength...but I always lose a little. But for cardio it is great. I can get the same results(if not better) as HIIT by just jogging.
But a warning, make sure you read up on how to step your doses when you first start the stack. My first week was a tad bit scary...heart rate was through the roof.
