Eat more food, more frequently. Theres no easy way out. Eat highly nutritious calorie dense food like nuts, cheeses, meats, peanut butter(the real kind), etc. Eat at least 5 meals a day, and if you want extra insurence, get a high calories high protein/carb weight gainer powder to use inbetween meals. Muscle Milk colligiate is a good choice.
