Alright, /fit/, I've got a bit of a problem.For the last... oh, two months, I've been feeling very bloated. Accompanying this has been really bad gas. Sometimes it smells terribly, sometimes it's nothing. And I'm quite sick of this all already. I asked my doctor about three weeks ago if I could do anything and she told me to cut down on how much coffee and soda I drink (a lot). So I did. For the past three weeks, I've been drinking nothing but lemonade, orange juice, milk, and water. Now I know I shouldn't be expecting immediate results, but it hasn't changed. I still feel like shit and have to constantly excuse myself to the bathroom in case the next one is a real stinker.I've been taking fiber pills for months now. I've tried to change my diet, I've tried to work out more... What the hell is causing this bloated feeling and this gas?Picture unrelated

BEANO will sort you out. Oh, and eat more ripe avocado, beans, lentils etc. The extra fiber will help you out.
