Hey everybody, what's the best daily multivitamin on the market? Right now I'm taking this generic brand "High Potency Formula" but I really can't tell if I'm getting what I pay for.

I take these. Not sure if it really helps or not.

I take the GNC sport one...I'm not sure how to tell if it's "working" or not, but I'm sure most multi-vitamins work well enough to supplement a healthy diet.

They're most important when you're cutting and your diet isn't super nutriet heavy because of lack of food.

I take Jamieson Mega-Vim. But I'd be open to suggestions by anyone else.

Wow, compare the One a Day to the Jamieson Mega-Vim is like comparing Pee-Wee Herman to 1979 Arnold.

The difference in amounts and ingredients size is wild. Maybe I'm overdoing it with the Mega-Vim

You posted a picture of beans.

Also, eating right and varied should get you all the vitamins and minerals you need and a regular multivitamin should cover the rest if you're worried.

I get headaches with multivitamins and antioxidants. My approach now:

If I want vitamin C, I'll eat an orange or some strawberries.

If I want iron, I'll eat liver.

If I want calcium, I'll drink milk.

ETC.

>>346835Beans are better than multi-vitamins.

Don't get vitamins with minerals in them, the minerals break down the delicate vitamin structures during digestion. Also, uptake from pill vitamins is haphazard due to the fact that in foods these molecules are usually dissolved in oils or encased in other molecules that aid in their digestion. I'm not an expert, I just used to know some RDs. Listen to your cravings and your body will tell you what foods to eat to get all the vitamins you need.
