start by standing on one foot, try to just stay, not moving for 60 seconds:
Once you can do that from both feet, put shoes on, and stand on one foot on top of a tuna can: again, work up to 60 seconds
once you can do that, move onto a regular sized tin can: 60 seconds
once you can do THAT: soccer ball. 60 seconds.
from there, go back on the ground, and repeat the process, except on your tip toes: so tip toes on the ground for 60 seconds, then on a tuna can, then a tin can, then a soccer ball.
also: do handstands. Learning something simple like a handstand changes how you perceive your balance.
