so ive been working out for about three years now and still hate working my abs more than anything else. i do weighted sit-ups, crunches and captains chair irregularly. just enough so that my stomache stays flat and tight, but not enough so that i look like brad pitt in fight club.
any recommendations for good ab routines that i can really get into and show results.

abs are for fags.

that said, I'll do sets of 15 sit ups with a couple other abs exercises. It's not how many you do, it's how you do them. I get more out of my sets of 15 than most get out of a thousand. Just tense up as though you were dealing with like a hundred pounds and you'll feel it.
