Dear /fit/

i am 19 years old 6'5 and 210 pounds,i am not what u say fat im just "big" but i would realy like to get in shaped alot more but i dont have the time to go to the gym so what can i do at home before i go to bed

i try and eat healthy i stil eat junk food but im trying to cut back

another thing is i drink ALOT of orange juice like about 2 liters a day is that bad for me im not sure but any help would be appreciated

Eat healthier, a "cheat" meal is alright once or twice a week, but if you are looking to lose weight eat more fiber and shit. a lot.

You don't have to worry about scurvy any more. Stop drinking orange juice and replace it with water. You'll be seeing results in no time.

If you just replace the juice with H2O and you'll probably drop a shitton of weight. And I hate you for this.
