Hey /fit/,

I'm male, 5'10", 126lbs, and have been underweight my entire life. I have an immense metabolism, a very thin and lanky bone structure, and somehow have a slight six pack without putting any real effort into it, if that provides any insight.
I want to start working out but I don't want to get big and muscular, but rather really toned and chiseled. How do I go about looking really toned and muscular without gaining huge muscles?

Also, post some pictures of muscular/thin guys if you can. Twinks? (I think that's what they're called)

Do regular bodybuilders ruitine like 5x5 or something... eat fucking a lot even if you dont want to.

Rule of thumb: you should neven be hungry, eat every fucking 3 hours. OATZ and good carbs, MEATZ, and FATZ (peanut butter)
