Hey, /fit/ this is my first time stumbling onto this neck of the woods, and I've finally decided to stop being a whiney fatass and crack down to loose weight!
Reason? Cosplay. Yeaaah.
I've started running and I've cut out fatty foods from my diet. I drink massive amounts of water now...
but are there some tips for a girl trying to loose weight and not bulk up in muscle?
Right now, starting my new diet, I'm 180 and 5'4"....my target weight is 115 and my target cosplay is Anna Aoi, pictured.

I forgot to add actually!
I did shot put and discus in high school. I'm starting college in fall, I'll be doing shot put again... so I'll be working on my whole body, weights wise.

Shot put takes not only arm strengh, but legs and midsection.

Hint: you're not going to bulk up pretty much no matter what, female bodybuilders mostly take steroids and train very hard for a long time, it's the last thing you should be worried about

You should basically train like guys do, light weights and shit like that do next to nothing

Do leg exercises like heavy squats and deadlifts, get some muscle on your legs, they will be shapely, not bulky, and gaining muscle increases your metabloism

Ooh, that'll be challenging. Unless you are already endowed in the *ahem* breast region, it'll be difficult to cut your weight and not retain the fat in your breasts. If your breasts aren't atleast as large as you currently desire them, you may need to do some padding as far as cosplaying goes. If they are larger, work out normally to reduce them to the size you want. Since it is almost impossible to selectively trim fat (sans liposuction) you ought to do body sculpting/toning in the abdominal region.

As for the pink hair, I've never heard of any food in specific prompting such a color change.

I got D's, I was thinking about just having some light padding in the uniform.... just for boobs sake...I'd hate to dissapoint.

I'll get a wig....

Another question.... is losing about 70 pounds in 6 mouths a normal sounding goal? Or does that sound unusual/unheathy?

Also....is that attainable?
