Also, vitamin C is a lie. Drinking excessive amounts won't keep you from getting sick/ help you get better. Once you have enough in your body, having more only gives your body more stuff to piss.
This myth comes from the fact when you are feverish, you feel shitty, so people drink orange juice and feel better. Now, if they knew why they felt so shitty, they wouldn't think vitamin C made them feel better. The fact of the matter is that when you're feeling sick, it's because glucose levels are low and because you're dehydrated. Orange juice is sugar water with some vitamins.
