Hey /fit/, I was wondering if there are any ways to possibly curb your appetite. I'm trying to lose some fat (working out at the gym, etc.), but I find that I eat too much throughout the day. Are there any suggestions?

Don't keep crap food in your fridge! If you keep apples, oranges, bananas in your fridge you will have to snack on those instead.
Its all about willpower and altering your habits. Its tough when the world is bombarding you with Taco Bell commercials, but after awhile you lose the taste for lousy fast food, but it is easy to stray.

Eat all you want, as much as you want 'til you're full, just make sure it's apples, celery and carrots and not tacos, fries and cake.
