320 -> 225 in under a year and now I have loose skin. For the most part I wanted to lose my bitch tits, but they just went from fatty to flabs of skin.

So what would /fit/ reccomend to fill in my torso area with muscle?

I understand that this can never be completely fixed unless I get surgery, but adding muscle would sure help.

if by some measure you got very large lats then that could pull the skin back on them tittayz

If that's you, and you really were 320 pounds, then awesome job bro.

It's not skin. It's fat. Remember that when you lose weight you lose both fat and muscle. The ratio of lost muscle and fat varies between people and is affected by the method of weight loss. Your body fat percent is what causes sagging.

You're at a good size now, what you need to do now is lower your BF%. You can either bulk now and cut later or continue losing weight until the sagging goes away and then rebuild the muscle. Obviously, when you bulk you'll gain fat but a larger portion of the weight you gain will be muscle. And when you start losing weight again, it will be more fat than muscle. This is how you lower your BF.

OP, once you get over 20% bodyfat (you hit over that) its no longer possible to get a 6pack unless you gain a MASSIVE amount of muscle back (roids. dont do them though). the more muscle you gain back the tighter your skin will become, especially in your arms, id suggest doing alot of chest excersizes. in the end when your old you'll lose the muscle and look really shitty anyways, so depending on how old you are dont push yourself into having results for only a couple of years. congrats on losing the weight btw.

God the advice on this board is just... wrong.

at least try to put on something to keep the extra skin "in place", lift it up. gravity makes it stretch downwards, if you never let them drop and hold them in place and let the internal tissue grow back (i mean like stiches that attaches your skin to your muscles and bones), the extra skin will eventually go away. that is, if you're not too old. hehe

Surgery.

...Seriously what the fuck is wrong with it. It's not scary, and while it costs a pretty penny, it alleviates the self-conciousness those skintats bring. That's WELL worth it IMO.

Ask your doctor, not these fuckwits. Similar stories I've heard include the skin gradually shinking over a period of a few months, as long as you keep on with the cardio.

Do you have any pictures of how you looked before? Because gawd, you're making great progress.
