im going grocery shopping tomorrow, and i need ideas and suggestions for healthy foods to buy.
i am 5'9", 235 lb and want to get down to 140lb by june 2009.
i eat crap alot...like mircrowavable foods and fast food on a weekly basis, and i really want to make an effort to eat healthier.
so help me out here.
what should i buy for breakfast, lunch, dinner and whatever else?
