BMI index is at 27. gotta lose 15 lbs in order to reach ideal weight. whats your advice?

if im 6'0" and weigh about 200 lbs. ive got a good amount of muscle in my upper body. just my abs are shit. whats a good weigh im looking at?

170-180. If you get down to that and burn fat and not muscle, pretty much all the weight will be coming out of your gut.

Either that, or just work out a lot more and stay at 200 pounds, but replace fat with muscle.

Just throwing it out there, even though it won't apply to you...but hypothetically if you had very little muscle mass, you'd probably want to weigh around 150.
