I think i'm hitting my plateau... on about month 5 right now

5'10" 148, very low body fat, rep about 165 on bench

Right now i'm just using mostly natural foods as supplements (lots of healthy food, fruit, vegetables, water, vitamins, whey, and creatine)

I've found in the last week my workouts have gone downhill, I no longer have the insane pump I had in the beginning.

Should I start using a supplement like White Flood? I'm skeptical but my friend swears by it and says it just gets him jacked to work out every day.

try resting for a week and see if your workouts improve. I take a week off about every 4 months.

damn only 148? Put on some more weight by eating red meats. Also strength train to get your lift weight up.
I suggest doing higher weights with lower reps for a week or 2.

its just caffeine with beta alanine. arginine doesnt increase vasodilation. and there isnt even enough beta alanine for an adequate dose. waste of money

beta-alanine is a neuro-transmitter and should not be used preWO.


NO supplements are all a scam, every last one of them, even when taking the other ingredients into account.
