Evening, /fit/I've been looking for a little while and I can't seem to find what I want. I want to do tabata (HIIT) but I cant actually find any workouts to use while doing it. What are some recommended workouts to be done (without any tools IE medicine ball, weights)Thanks, /fit/Pic not related

I forget what its called. Stand-> Drop to pushup position-> do pushup-> return to original position -> Jump into air clapping your hands together, like a jumping jack.
