Whey powder is infamous on these boards Btu I don't quit eknwo how nescessary it is geared to my diet, so here's myd iet.
I RARELY eat Breakfast, which is a bad idea I konw, I don't eat lunch eihter. I consistantly have a decent meal (7 days a waek) consisting of Meat, Carbs and Vegetables, such meats as pork, suvlaki, chickenz, etc.
So with that in mind, is it nescessary to have a protie nsupliment? I alos drink lots of milk.
