Hey /fit/, While I've never been fat, I've also never been incredibly thin either; I always had a little baggage at the thighs/hips, the typical girl areas. Anyway, I've been toning up lately with lots of running and eating really well, however, I still have trouble feeling really motivated. It's starting to get more like "Ugh, I need to go for a run". Does /fit/ have some good pictures or inspiration that helps them keep going?

No, because you're going through a lifestyle change not a okay I need to lose 10 lbs and then stop exercising phase.

Lift weights if you don't.

When I was started losing weight, I would honestly just take a look at myself in the mirror, or get an article of clothing that you really, really want to fit in. Set it out, and think about how you'll get to wear it once you're down to your ideal weight.

I don't really get inspired from seeing disgusting bodies, more like really nice ones. Just google celebrities who you know are in incredible shape, think about how lusted after they are, maybe that'll help.

try riding your bike everywhere. it adds up and you'll start to notice yourself getting in shape without even trying

What keeps me going

Set yourself a schedule and keep to it, do it by setting alarms etc.
