hai /fit/, i've been trying to get bigger and stronger arms.
I've been training my biceps with a 10 kg weight and doing push ups for about 1 and half months now. At first I could lift only 5-9 times the 10 kg weight but now I can lift it 60 times. And at first I got 10 push ups, now I get 80.
And i'm 171 cm, 62 kg.
What other training I should do to get more muscular?

You should get some heavier weights.

Gain weight.

reps of 60 are good for building muscle...

You need to do 20 rep preacher curls to fully develop the bicept peak.

You need to do your pushups on a stability ball to build your abz and pecz.

more weight...
instead of 60 with 10 you do 10 with 60

Enjoy your fucked up arms. You only said you're training your biceps, but not triceps. Despite the picture showing you where the triceps is. A bit fucked in your head are you.

Heavier weight. 10-12 should be your max reps. Anything beyond that is endurance not strength to me. 1 and a half months and you went from 10-80 pushups? rofl...

to be fair, I think the suggesting of working triceps more is a good one (however offensively made).

triceps make up 60% of that part of your arm, and push ups are an endurance exercise so they wont do shit for your triceps, and you should only be able to do 8-12 reps with whatever you curl if youre trying to get big

If you want big arms, train you triceps ALOT more.
