hi anon, quick question. I do push ups and i work at UPS so i get plenty of stress on my upper chest, but i was wondering if there is a way to get more tone to my chest. I was told that push ups are the quickest way but it hasn't proved too helpful so far.

If by tone you mean muscle shape/size then bench presses would be better. 5x5 is good from what I heard. Pushups, in my experience, don't do a lot for shape.

Also pull/chinups. Getting some shoulder workout is nice too.

I work in a small town in europe, so it's actually a pretty cozy job.
But a day with a lot of lifting can still kill my back. That's a pretty good reason to get in good shape.
