Im in the same boat as you. Eating is the key. Work out, lift heavy. Eat egg whites, a lot of them, and oatmeal. Cheap, and effective. Im doin 6 egg whites in the morning + oatmeal, 6 egg whites and oatmeal at night before bed. What you do in between is up to you. Turkey burgers are nice, tuna sandwhiches, PB & J, etc. The weight will come, slowly but surely
