You asked us how to get larger, not how to stay skinny.
The only way to gain significant muscle mass is to have a calorie plateau, and there is a correlation between how large of a pleateau, and how much mass is gained.
Obviously there are many factors into the equation, but to keep it simple.
Lots of Food + Heavy Lifting = Big Muscles + Fat Gain
But then, you cut the fat off. That's why we bulk and cut. Muscle uses up calories, so it basically melts the fat off when you start eating to create a calorie deficit.
