So /fit/... For like 2-3 weeks I've been working out (cardio included, as well as a healthy diet), and I've been weighing myself every now and then. I was 150lbs when I started. Then I checked, 149. So I check today, 146...WTF?? How is this possible? Like, if a FEW days I dropped 3 pounds... What's the deal? Was all of that water-weight or did I just have shit in me those times I weighed myself(pun intended)?

You really only need to weigh in once a week, your weight changes a shitton throughout the day/week. Pick a day and a time each week and stick to it.

I would aim for doing it in the morning, because throughout the day you'll retain different amounts of water, eat different amounts, etc which might change your weight. If you do it in the morning I think it might be more consistent/accurate.

Weigh during morning after a piss and shit is better, because the amount of liquids you had throughout the day is no longer a consideration.

Also, weight each day and average the results over the week. Less accuracy requires more readings, contrary to general /fit/ opinion.

Weight is NOT constant. Even if you weren't working out and dieting, your weight will change a few pounds day to day. If you checked your weight everyday at the same time you'd know that. It's impossible for your body to stay exactly the same weight all the time.
A 3 pound fluctuation is normal for me, so if i were you I'd count it as having possibly lost 1 pound, but you won't know until more time has passed. Basically, I consider the lowest weight my official weight, but if I'm 3 pounds over it I don't consider that gaining weight. It's just normal fluctuation. I get worried at 5 pounds or more.

For those who actually go to a gym and socialize with the people who also work out there, and anyone else for that matter, you should realize that if you want to lose weight and be more fit, do it for the right reasons. If pictures of fit people induces negative feelings, you have issues and it's easy to see that you're doing this all for the wrong reason. I initially lost about 50 pounds back in 2004 toward the end of high school over the course of a few months. I was planning to join the Navy, but decided against it. It seemed once I lost that goal, I gained weight again, so I went back up to about 190 and stayed there for a while. Just this year, I lost 60 pounds since January. I was fairly confident I'd look fine at my goal weight, but the skin seemed like it stopped retaining elasticity as I went from 150 to 130.

People say it might return to normal over the next year, but I find it very hard to believe when I feel how loose it is. I guess 60 pounds in 6 months is a little much, but I would have lost 48 if I was getting 2 pounds per week, so it's not like I was going THAT fast. I think this was inevitable just from being overweight most of my teen years, but it's horrible to look this way at 21 (22 in a week), I feel like I'm 40.
