For 1 week I'd get:1 bag of frozen chicken breast1 bag of frozen buffalo burger patties2 tubs of cottage cheese1 gallon whole milk1 tub of Old-Fashioned style rolled oatsSmall tub of peanut butter2 bunches of Bananas7-10 apples14 cans of tuna1-2lbs of good turkey deli meat1 loaf of whole wheat breadwhatever condiments you like with sandwiches/tunaa few protein bars and other random snakcs to keep yourself satisfied.You should be able to pick that up for around $50-60.
