ITT you rage you lose.hi /fit/, Im only a bit on the chubby side, and i want to lose weight, i cant be arsed exercising and dont want to change my diet because i love cookies and donuts too much, how can i get a flat six pack abs in less than 3 weeks, i suppose il just do 200 crunches a day because ive heard they burn away stomach fat very fast.thanks.

Doing crunches is going to just make you muscles thicker, meaning its going to push the fat out more, just do some cardio or something, go for a run ect...

I come in every day to the gym to do several biceps curls at 50 repetitions each hand. A friend of mine told me that's how you can get a muscle toned. I avoid doing squats thought, don't want to over develop my thighs.
