sup /fit/
I eat healthy monday to friday and binge on whatever I feel like on weekends. I've decided I should probably make an effort to get rid of the small pack of flab that sits over my abs (I have very little fat elsewhere), what will be the most beneficial;
no aclohol
more exercise
no binge eating on weekends

I realise the ideal way to do this would be a combination of all 3, however I'm a 21 year old that likes to get hammered and my hangover cure involves fast food.

More exercise.

So, you won't give up alcohol and therefore won't give up fast food. Why did you bother to list them?

>I'll give up fast food and exercise more, and depending on how much the alcohol impedes my progress I can cut that back too

I just wanted to hear some thoughts on whats the worst of those 3

No alcohol is pretty easy. Don't surround yourself with people that drink all the time. Exercise. Ever since I started running, I don't want to drink because I'm afraid it will undo everything I've worked for, and I'm like, I won't be able to wake up and go running without feeling like shit.

That said, the occasional alcohol doesn't hurt.

No binge eating: eat when you're hungry. Eat five or six smaller meals throughout the day. Replace junk snacks with healthy stuff. Don't eat because you're bored. You probably get bored during the weekends. Find something to do besides eat.

I guess stopping alcohol would be the best choice since:
>likes to get hammered and my hangover cure involves fast food
Two birds, one stone

Olive oil and som vinegar are great. And olive oil is even healthy.
