Cut out the heavy weights, in fact, stop using weights altogether, cut out some of the exercises you are doing, and do normal cardio rather than HIIT. This WILL get rid of the hunger problem, as your activity level is not so demanding anymore. You don't need to exercise everyday for 3-5 hours, that's fucking insane. I'd just stick to core workouts, 3-4 times a week, and 30 min cardio everyday.
Of course, stick to an eating schedule, and stick to a normal calorie count. You screw up the eating habits, you screw everything up. Of course, allow yourself the occasional cheat day, when the occasion calls for it (i.e. friend's party, etc)
