Does soup count as food? I've been replacing my tuna sub with a bowl of soup every day at lunch lately, but I wonder if that will keep my metabolism going.
"Soup" is vague, what kind of soup? Home made = ftw, canned = careful about the sodium levels.
that pic i funny =D
99% of anything you put in yuor body has calories.Whats soup made from? Stock, vegetables, liquified shit, cream etc..Yes it has calories and is a food.
Not canned, made in the kitchen at work. And it's mostly vegetable soup, like 99% of the time. Sure it's a better choice than a subway right?
tuna sub has some of the most calories at subway (i know, sucks). Switch to turkey + ham or oven roasted chicken breast. always wheat bread mah friend
