This is my upper back about 3 months ago. I'll have pictures of my progress tomorrow with everything hopefully.

Also, I know my lower back isn't cut. I've been working on it regularly as well.

Any suggestions as to some workouts that would really kill my lower back?

Good mornings are intense, but they are quite risky too.

I usually stick to roman hyperextensions, supermans, and deadlifts.

Dead lifts. Also when you take the after pics try not to use the doorway to help you flex, if you cant do it on your own it doesnt count.

OP here.

I do dead-lifts, but I never max out. Do I need to? I do about 3-4 sets of 225 and 8-10 each set. I also do the back extensions, which do seem to work well.

Don't max out, but try to add a little weight and go for less reps. Say, 5-7.

Pick a weight you can do reliably and do them for set times instead of reps. My usual is 150lbs for 90sec with a pace kept from beginning to end. Itll kill you at first but your lower back and legs will look awesome after a few times doing it. Do it twice a day 2-3 days a week and youll see results pdq.

increase the weight and do 5 reps a set. make sure you STRETCH before each workout and for lower back fat, try JUMPING. shit works. also, do burpees. google it
