hey mis/fit/s, should i do physical activity outside the gym or will it hinder my gains?

everyday i jog and walk some, on days that i don't work out i do stretchings. would i still have optimal gains if i do some medium intensity activities?
I heard that i can get muscle loss if i go in a catabolic state (By doing too much cardio) and i don't want that.
But, if on the other hand, it increase my gains or does nothing, then tell me.

That depends on what your goals are and how you eat.

i eat 6 meals a day for weight gaining and my goal is to be able to lift a lot.

walking shouldn't affect anything
jogging could make gain strength slower if you did it too often
however having no cardiovascular endurance would also hinder your gains

Don't do stretches, mobility and stability don't go together too well, any flexibility you need you'll get it from being squished under weights, it's not super bad to jog\walk, but personally I'd say cut it out where possible, or eat an extra 400-500 calories to make up for it.
