Okay, its pretty simple. 1. Stretch, and Warm up on the Stationary bike for about 10 minutes. 2. Get on the treadmill and run for 10 minutes at a speed thats good, then walk for 20. 3. Gradually increase, if you do this within a month you can make it 20 minute run, 10 minute walk, and then a 30 minute run, and so on. 4. Once you can do 5-6 miles constantly, or 50-60 minutes straight, restart at a speed thats half a mile faster at a 20 minute run, 10 minute walk. 5. Repeat until desired speed is acheived
