Hey /fit/freaks, Got a question for you...

What do you think would make a good replacement for my cardio (90min treadmill, etc).
I have knee problems and still recovering from hardcore scatica.

Any ideas?
Pic semi related.

On top of the sex.

Yes, it generally works better if you're the one thrusting. Reverse cowgirl may look and feel great, but you hardly get a workout.

I'll rephrase:
If walking/running for over 10 minutes leaves you in agony, your legs are out of a question for anything decent enough to burn enough off of you, what cardio would make a good substitute?
On top of sex, lol.

Sex is horrible cardio. You burn something like 36 calories per hour with that.

Try swimming.

I imagine any type of cardio would make a good substitute so long as it didn't involve your legs. Try laying prone on a cycling machine and use your arms instead.

Ah yes, thanks.
For some reason I keep forgetting about swimming, good for my sciatica too.

As much as I lol at the image of me doing that, it's a fucking great idea! thanks.

Actually, for anyone that has sciatic-related pain, sex is awesome therapy.
It distracts you from the pain long enough for you to get things moving, stretched and warmed up. Better than regular stretches.

As for calorie burning, no fucking way is it enough. Even if you're going for a 3hr bonkfest.

You guys just need to be holding her in your arms while "bonking." Also, while you're holding her do some squats. She'll enjoy it and so will you!

That's lifting, I need cardio, virgin.
Squats out of a question.

boxing, rowing

So what I get from this is that without much use of your legs you're hard pressed to find a suitable substitute. Fair conclusion?

...hard pressed to find a substitute that is similar to legwork.

get one of those hand powered bicycles.

It's a good thought in theory but I don't have downs. I don't think they sell those to you unless you're retarded and sell chocolates out of it.
