i need to lose some weight and i usually dont do cardio when i workout. what can i eat for breakfast that is easy and quick to make and for lunch i need to something that schools serve

lunch: if at home, get some chicken, cook that shit, and put it in a wrap, and its a portable lunch.
dinner: moar chicken, vegetables etc.
It'll take you like.. 30mins cooking time to do all of that MAX.

You need to try intermittent fasting. Basically find out how many calories you need to eat each day to loose weight. For me its 1500 or lower. Double that, so for me its 3000. Take that number of calories and eat it every other day, and on the days you dont eat 3000 calories, dont eat anything. And btw, i only manage to eat 2500 to 2000 calories a day doing this. So I am actually giving my body 1250-1000 calories a day to live on. I have already lost almost 45 lbs in 3 months. I am rarely hungry and am looking damn good.
