Since everyone else is a fag, I would say mostly running. He seems like 100% cardio and low diet. Wouldn't be surpise if he play soccer.
I'll also keep a food journal and try to keep my intake around 1500 Cals. Always a good idea to focus more on eatting fruits/vegis/salad when trying to lose weight. Meat is alright, but try to stick with fish and chicken.
How long is up to you. Depends mostly on your work out and keeping to a diet. Converted your mass and your height to get a rough idea. So 138.89 lb and 5 feet and 8 inches You're BMI is in a good range(21.0), but that's really a worthless number.
I wouldn't go lower then 120 lb if I were you. Thus it's safe to lose 4 pounds a week
I would say 3 pounds a week since I don't think you're fat, you within your ideal weight range, but lack of muscle is probably making you unhappy.
Thus, drinking lots of water, running a lot, eatting 1500 Cals of healthy food, losing roughly 4 pounds a week. You could do it in a month. Realistic I would say a month and a half.
Plus, I think it be much better for you not to just be focusing on losing weight since you're really in a good weight range for your height. What you need to do is make that weight into muscle.
Which you can do by lifting weights, running, etc. Make sure to stay well hydrated and if you feel sick in any way, talk to a doctor. Blah blah blah, you really shouldn't be looking at losing weight, that guy is kinda too skinny and he has no upper body at all.
