/fit/ I've gotten an interest in Olympic weightlifting lately. I want an XBOXHUEG back, along with other parts of my body, without using pussy ass machines, only freeweights, so it seems perfect. What are oly exercises I should do to achieve this? inb4 squats, I do plenty of them.

yeah. i want to do oly lifts but it's hard to find someone who knows what they are talking about to teach you. i tried fucking around with snatches but gave up after nearly fucked up my shoulder. i still do cleans a bit.

No joke, thats why you need to start really light and read something like Starting Strength. You'll be able to perfect your own form and go from there.
