/fit/, last September i weighed 260 pounds. over the course of the year, i ate right, exercised and gradually lost the weight so as not to get loose skin and look like one of those fuckers that got his stomach stapled.

im currently down to 209, doing good and still losing. but i have one problem. my stomach, sides are slimming down, but my bitch tits remain. is there anything i can do to get rid of them? there are women in japan that are envious of my bitch tits, i mean i look like a goddamn transexual.

i run every day for about 3 miles and i fence four to five times a weeks for about four hours each time.

is there anything else i should be doing?

start running six miles a day, eat less.

Fencing is probably fun, but other exercises might be necessary to reach your goals.

well i was on a diet before and i plateaued and stopped losing at 225. so i just said fuckit and ate vegan food.

Someone in your position is the only time I would suggest a vegan diet, and you said high protein, which is possible, albeit very difficult. So I assumed you were on your diet.

Therefore, keep increasing your cardio. Personally I had better luck with biking. Go for long ass rides that just burn calories.
