I came here last week looking for help about not being a fatty anymore. Well a week on I've dropped a kilo, so I'm on the right track.

I bought a weight kit today, so I've got some dumb bells and a bar bell and about 50kilos of weights.

What sort of exercise would you recommend doing with them? And do you have links to pages with tutorials?
