Then just give it time.
You sound like you're willing to the hard work, but patience and perserverance is probably more than half the work.
I lost 133 lbs, but I did it over 2.5 years, with intermittent periods of bulking. I got frustrated a LOT of times, but I kept myself motivated.
Just takes time, anon. It's not just about being on the right plan, but STICKING to it as well.
