1) What time you do it
2) What and how long you eat before it
3) What you do on it

1) 6:20 am
2) Protein shake 15 minutes before
3) Warmup 2 mins jog
Sprint as fast and far as i can
20 second rest
repeat for 18 minutes (20 total with warmup)

I do it on a bike, It does work if the bike is good enough..

1) 2 cans of tuna at 12.00
2) 2.00 PM it starts
3) 1 minute on 5 resistance on bike followed by 30 seconds of 20 resistance, repeat for 20 minutes

Tuna is cheap, in vastly easy access anywhere in the world, some of us really like it (some of us have tuna steak instead of shredded canned tuna), and it's over 95% protein.

It's rare to find that much condensed in one meat type -and- the fats are oily fats; better for you than red meats.
