Your body thinks your staving. EAT SENSIBLY. Take your basal metabolic rate and subtract 500 calories, and EAT that. You're going to gain weight as soon as you stop eating the way you do, if you keep it up. Eat well rounded. Get more healthy proteins.
If you want to lose fat fast, consider eating 0 to 50 carbs (but carbs you do eat have to come from veggies) for a little under a week. Your body will enter ketosis, and go WTF... and then you'll be able to go back to a NORMAL caloric amount and be fine. It just kinda jump starts your system.
