I'm thinking about getting an exercise bench and doing my weekly routine at home (the gym I go to is really small and tends to be jammed full every day). Does anyone know some good workout routines involving the bench and dumbbells for improving upper and mid body strength?

Don't buy a bench, its stupid, just go to your gym at OFF PEAK HOURS.
