Crunches, do 30-40 a night and do regular excersise for your diet just leave out unnessary carbs and you'll have your abs back no time. Btw if this doesn't work make sure you create a fat deficit in your diet (Where you burning more fat than eating)

don't think of it as 1000 reps in a session, more like 20 sets of 50 over the day during your other routines

make sure that you're last rep is pretty much maxing out, so make it as slow and hard as you can till you cant do another
