Supplements and vitamins Anonymous
What vitamins or general supplements would you reccomend for daily or weekly use to boost overall health?

I'm female and in my teens, and have quite an active lifestyle, but I have problems with fatigue and wonder what vitamins will also keep my skin and hair healthy.

vitamin D is always good, helps with calcium absorption. Also taking fish oil is good for your hair
