Lookin at shiftin some weight /fit/ for breakfast normally i just have a fairly full bowl of whatever cereal i have left with milk and that's it.

i eat 2 bowls of cereal, if i do eat cereal. i usually eat pancakes or noodles. you also need juice and shit. a meat is fine, too.

TBH Total or any other healthy cereal is fine. Milk = protein, and cereal = vitamins + amino acids, etc (Not counting a vitamin supplement, if you take one (I do :D)). I eat the new Cheerios brand...doesn't taste much like them but it has a fuckload of vitamins. Only got this because my store was out of Total, though.

Oh, and I usually chop up fruit and put it in my cereal. I usually go with one or two bananas per bowl of cereal (but my bowls are BIG).
