Basically, I was motivated and exercised a lot, ate well and stayed in shape up until about a month ago. Then I moved, and along with the move came a total crash in my will to be /fit/. Since then, I have been consisting on a mix of subway sandwiches, random pasta, nerds, krispy kreme donuts, arnold palmers, gatorades, Jolt colas, cheezits and coke. I've scarcely consumed a bottle of actual water since moving. And I've stopped working out. My only exercise now consists of walking a pair of small dogs several times a day. My once glorious pecs are seemingly shrinking and ive noticed more flab on my waistline.

I need motivation to fix myself, /fit/! POST YOUR MOTIVATION!

Ok /fit/ I've been doing this dumbbell routine for the past week, and I want to know if I should change anything, or if I'm doing anything wrong. Don't want to do this for a month and then find out it was completely pointless. Each exercise is done for 3 sets of 12 reps, with a minute rest in between. Except crunches, I do 3 sets, each set till failure. I haven't done much cardio yet, I play football like once a week, I'm gonna start doing it on my rest days.
Flat bench dumbbell press
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows
Two Arm Dumbbell Rows
Dumbbell Lunges
Dumbbell Squats
Dumbbell Stiff Leg Deadlifts
Dumbbell Calf Raises
Dumbbell Extensions
Standing Single Arm Dumbbell Extensions
Seated Dumbbell Curls
Dumbbell Concentration Curls
Crunches
I have upped my protein intake, but still not really doing the 6 short meals thing. Is that really important for building muscle?

Yeah I have extreme metabolism so that lineup of trash is just barely sufficient to make me start gaining weight. I'm more concerned about muscle loss actually.
