Whenever I do enough exercise to break a decent sweat or breath really heavily, I generally get a throbbing headache, starting from inbetween my eyebrows and stopping just above my hairline (I'm not balding.) I was wondering if theres a medical reason for this, like something I ate or something I'm not eating, a condition or some sort of more severe disease that this might be a red flag for.

I've been getting them for a while. First I noticed them about a year ago, and they've been getting progressively worse ever since. any and all help would be great.

do you drink enough? sounds to me like any time you do any intensive movement and start to lose water you get a headache from dehydration.

I drink roughly 1 to 1 and a half gallons of liquid a day. Mostly tea, then water, and some soda with food. My doctors were worried with the volume I was drinking and so they checked me for diabetes, But I was negative.
