Well you have to be careful. I lifted too hard yesterday and now my arms are too big to fit through doors. I once gained 5 lbs of muscle by thinking about lifting.
Sarcasm aside, when you get to a size you're happy with, stop lifting.
Here's my routine (I don't know a lot of the names): Everything is 4x8 circuit (4 sets, 8 reps) Routine 1: -CURLZ -Seated row -lat pull down (with triangular bar) -Pec fly -Rotary chest machine (bench press would be better if you have a spotter)
Routine 2: -Lat pull down (with normal straight bar) -Rear delt -SHRUGZ -Side delts (on free weights) -The exercise where you grab a rop in each hand, pull down, then pull your hands apart. Works your triceps, pulling your hands apart works traps.
Routine 3: -Leg press -Calf press -Captains chair -The machine where you start with your back to it, grab a rope, then lean forward to work your abs, lean forward while twisting to either side to work your obliques -Hip adductor and abductor (helps my groin pull)
