Hey /fit/

I joined a gym recently, I have no idea what i should be doing there.

I'm of reasonable fitness, I just want a nice swimmers style body, concentrating on shoulders, pecs, abs and back muscles.

I go to the gym about 3 times a week..

How much cardio work should I be doing, time wise? I'm currently doing about 30 mins cardio, 30 mins weights followed by molesting myself furiously in the steam room.

Any suggestions/images on what weight machines to use/how long to spend doing what would be awesomely appreciated <3

Yeah cuz sitting on sweaty gym equipment is so much more hygenic.
