Fit, anyone got an answer for me?
I used to be a 230-240, but I lost the weight. When I was heavy, every night I would get serious shits. It'd burn, I'd be crapping but nothing would come out, and It'd happen alot. Now that I'm in shape, it doesn't happen regularly, now it only happens when I eat greasy foods or if I feel really guilty about the amount of calories I've eaten lately. At first I thought it might be some kind of liver fat, but it would happen regularly then. And the occurence when I'm feeling guilty thing has me thinking that I have some sort of subconscious ass-bulimia. Any ideas?

It is the quality of the food you're eating. Even the guilty shits you get. You may feel like you ate healthy -- just in excess -- but you more than likely ate something unhealthy and your body is getting pissed at you for it.

Or you've got IBS or something. Who the hell knows.

Bodies are different from person to person. Sometimes it's just a food or combination of foods (even if they are healthy) that'll doo you in (get it?). I, for one, can't eat collard greens and sweet potatoes in the same meal or I'll have to explode my toilet. Every body else I know eats the same combination of food with no probs. Just the way it is.
