/fit/ I just wanted to say thank you, I've been stuck at 195 for a few weeks, I just haven't been able to lose anymore weight. Then I read a post about how to do squats with just a regular bar and no special set-up so I tried it. Now 3 days later I'm down to 193, it isn't much but I finally got over my plateau, Thank you.
