Its late in the day and I haven't eaten enough food yet. I have some rice and chicken to eat, but I don't really want to eat it because its getting late. Plus I don't want to eat a ton of carbs before I go to bed.Do I skip the rice and eat something else with the chicken or do I suck it up and eat the rice?(I'm going to the gym in the morning btw if that helps)
Seconded. I'm in the same situation and I'm considering just wheying it up until my daily protein goal is met, telling the carbs and fat to fuck off. What happens if I deficit on carbs and fat, but not protein?
