Sup /fit/, I'm 6' and weight 140. Yet my stomach is undefined (probably because its weak) and I have man boobs. Since you cannot spot reduce, what should I do? I've been doing pullups and pushups a lot to work on my pecs, I have a good diet, and I'm pretty sure its not gynoshittia.It's just like, theyre unproportionately fat for the rest of my body/torso. jog lots lift weights every other day eat fiber/protein a lot eat every 4 hours(gotta keep that metabolism going dude) but almost no carbs you can have carbs after you workout around 50gs or so........
