Okay, /fit/, let's see if you have any advice.I burp and fart. A lot. I don't drink anything with carbonation (I can't stand the fizzy feeling), and for the past three weeks or so I've been exercising and eating better/less food (I'm down at least 7 pounds from 192 to 185). I have no idea why I feel so gaseous all the time. Does being overweight increase gas problems, and will it go away once I go back to a healthy weight (30-40 pounds less)?
