In high school, I was a varsity football player. I was really fast and in great shape. Now, one year later, I've still got the knowledge of how to exercise, also much more knowledge of nutrition, but I lack the energy/motivation to exert myself as much as I did in high school.Well, /fit/, what energizes you?
Just eat less and more healthy if you're not going to exert yourself as much.That's the alternate solution.
