depends on your goals.

I'm gonna take a wild guess here and assume you want to lose weight. that would involve a cardio program (start out easy if you're not used to it at all and build it up gradually), a diet change (eat healthy - 4-6 meals a day, plenty of lean meats and fruit.veggies, only drink water), and some weight lifting (no you will not gain HEUGE muscles cause you're a woman).
