As you can see im pretty skinny, hold do i bulk up a bit? I use to run alot but i stopped a while ago. Anything i eat/drink seems to go straight through me making no difference at all i.e. i can drink constantly and ill constantly be in the toilet pissing it out or after a big meal ill be taking a dump pretty soon after. There arent really any gyms close by so not sure about working out. What are some simple activities i can do and particular foods that will help me bulk up?

bulking up from your stage is a lot easier than slimming down from the fatter stage. Eat healthy and just pump iron, you'll be surprised how quickly you develop muscle.

Also just pick up a sport like basketball, you'll have fun doing it

That's a lot for 2 months without free weights. Just start doing push-ups like you invented them: close grip, diamond ups, wide grip, put your feet on a chair and do em, do pyramids,

and chinups, do chinup pyramids.

10lbs may not be a lot but my arms went from 9 inches to 13 so suck a dick.
