Ok, new thread. I need to make a new eating plan, since my less than 500 calories doesn't seem to be a good thing with some of you people.

Breakfast - bowl of some sort of flakes (wanted frosted flakes, but too much sugar apparently)

lunch - peanut butter sandwich with a fruit or low fat cheez itz

dinner - being a Persian, rice is pretty much a staple. I'll eat some sort of white rice that's mixed in with other stuff, sometimes beans, whatever. my mother doesn't pour extra oil or anything, either. I eat at usually 8-ish.

so, improve my new plan.

Stop STARVING YOURSELF, FAGGOT.

Also, Persian? Post pics, I like to fuck terrorists.

start counting calories, eat never less than 1500 and never more than 1800, start easy exercises

eating for example:

breakfast: oats with yoghurt and fruit/honey
lunch: small portion of white fish or chicken
dinner: whole grain bread, no butter, low fat cheese

dont eat sugar (take honey instead), you can eat fat, dont eat the bad fat from junk food, start eating nuts and seed, they are super healthy
no coke or soda, drink water and tea
the most important thing is to stay focused and be patient this will take its time but you wont have the jojo effect and harm your health.
>> Hammerknife !7ITukp3Pj2
Peanut butter? Blech. I'll give you the meal plan I gave another anon.

Mornings: Life or Total cereal with skim milk and a fruit, preferably orange or banana.

Lunch: Deli sandwich or non-fastfood burger, with no sauces (1000 island, mayo, ketchup), load on the tomatoes/eggplant/lettuce, with water.

Dinner: Rice, beans, a cut of meat (quality tenderloin or ribeye), green beans and mashed potatoes.

It's not what you eat that makes you lose weight, it's how you work it off. You'll still be a lard-ass even if you eat perfectly healthy food, if you don't work out. Just stay away from HFCS and fried/processed shit.

I'm not fucking doing that faggot, try to improve on what I already have. eat shit otherwise.
>> Anonymous
Low fat cheez-its? Are you fucking stupid? Eat shit and die, terrorist faggot.

Girl or guy? Seriously, this is related.
Each has a different reccommended intake.
>> Anonymous
God damn it, look.

breakfast I can fix around.
Lunch, I don't have a lot of fucking time to do anything because I don't have money to go buy a god damn sandwich. I don't have a lot of damn meats either.
dinner, like I fucking said, rice is pretty much the staple except for nights when it's some home made chicken or fish.

So what's it like hating women so much?

I'm a male, by the way.

also, the cheez itz I said because it's the only thing I can get.

its the way to loose weight healthy, if you want to starve yourself, please be my guest

>>4024

...

Buy a loaf of rye bread. Buy some deli meat, tomatoes, onions, pickles, lettuce.

Takes about 3 minutes to cut up the vegetables and slap together a sandwich. If you're too lazy to do that, may as well go be an hero right now with your 500 calorie diet.
>> Anonymous
>>4024

in my country oats are way cheaper than Kellogs, you can cook your lunch the day before, for example pasta with a sauce low an fat
>> Anonymous
OP if you are to poor to buy fucking food, why are you fat?

Your height and weight?

>>4026

Its simple, dont eat processed foods and aim for 1500-2000 calories a day.

Optional: Get yourself some good multivitamins. GNC Mega Man and Centrum are a few good brands (pissing like a highlighter is normal).
>> Anonymous
Breakfast: 1 weetbix/vitabrix with milk

Drink only water for the rest of the day.

It worked for me!
>> Anonymous
>>4040
I was thinking about this, and I have no fucking idea why. I've always ate in the 1500-2000 calorie range every day, probably less. perhaps because I don't exercise much.
>> Anonymous
500 Cals = not enough, bad for health

5-6 Meals a day try to eat something every 3 hours, snacks are a good way to achieve that.

Breakfast.

-Oatmeal with skimmed milk
or
Egg with toast

Dinner

While wheat pasta, meat/chicken
Brown rice with vegetables and beans
Canned Tuna etc

and LOTS OF WATER

who the fuck asks for advice then throws a tantrum when someone gives it to them? Oh, Persians.
>> Anonymous
If you are fat and eated under 2000 calories (which i doubt) its very hard to get fat, did you move at all?
Patience and concentration are your best friends, start walking and biking, it will go slow but dont give up its will be worth.
>> Anonymous
>>4062
no, it's just that I asked to improve based on what I had. I'm poor as hell, I can't afford to get exotic meats and vegetables to make some sandwich. and, I just have rice for dinner.
>> Anonymous
lol I eat 1000 to 1100 calories a day. Is that bad?
>> Anonymous
>>4076
true story, actually, usually less than 1500 calories. and really, I just didn't move at all. I don't play any sports and I don't go to a gym. I have a treadmill I got a few months ago, and I run on it for about 25 min a day. I'm fat and slow, so I usually only run about 1.55-1.6 miles a day (it's like 230 calories, according to the machine).
>> Anonymous
>>4081

wow, start counting calories anyway, even if you are insecure and got no self esteem (btw its not gay), you can live on rice and beans, weigh the ammount you eat, i can only imagine your mum feeds you waaaay too much, i cannot believe how somebody with no money to eat can get fat
>> Anonymous
there's also a chance you could've made your body think it's in starvation mode if you are under eating, which ironically makes you conserve your calorie intake
>> Anonymous
>>4096
I don't pour too much, I don't think.
>> Anonymous
>>4091

you have to ride longer, fat burning starts around 45mins, take a TV or a ipod so its not boring, practise, practise, patience, practice, dont give up, this takes time, drink much water and look how your mother cooks (there must something fishy or its just too much)
>> Anonymous
>>4100

this could be true, how long do you try to starve you?

Breakfast: Special K. Get the vanilla almond type if you want it sweeter.

I ate this every morning the summer I got into shape, I contribute a lot of it to this awesome cereal.

Back after questioning my mother.

She says this is how she prepares the rice:

She takes the rice, and puts water with them. After they get soft and shit, they pours out all the water to get rid of all the unnecessary starches and whatnot. She said that she estimates a cup of cooked rice would equal to 100 calories, and also she puts about a spoonful of oil to the rice. Tonight, she's making zereshk polo, pic is related as to what it looks like. little strips of boiled chicken is on it. the berries are berberis, which she adds a tiny bit of sugar to when she is preparing it.

note, I don't eat as much as the pic, I eat less.

About lunch, I've decided to go to Whole Foods tomorrow to find some sort of peanut butter my mom was telling me about. apparently, only 5 grams of fat per two tablespoons, and she said she believes the calories are low too.

as for breakfast, I'll take the Special K advice.

for a snack in between lunch and dinner, I was thinking of some yogurt. not sure what yet, though.

eat yoghurt without sugar, its cheaper and healthier, peanut butter is healthy but has high energy, i think your greatest problem is the lack of exercise, start working on that and you will succeed

That's it.

this looks delicous, take a small plate and smaller portion for a starter
im sure because of meat and oil its kind high on calories, if i were you i would write the exact amount of ingredients down and to google the calories, the more you know the better

thats how much I see. Also, I believe all these rices are without pouring out the white water stuff, yes? Such as the starches? The rice I eat is extremely dry, so I still can't see it being that much. So, does my plan look good then?

Dont take too much advice from your mum, im sure shes is a wonderful person, but most people dont know shit about nutrition, try to google some information on the interwebs, get straight with the food you eat.

breakfast -> eggs and bacon, but not much
lunch -> salad and two spoons of rice, maybe a slice of grilled chicken
dinner -> very small sandwich

Yeah i think you can give it a try, but ALWAYS remember dont loose faith, stay focused and patient. This will take time, lack of discipline is your greatest enemy. Exercise one hour every day and i will garantee you you will see a difference in 3 month.

link does not work. I can't imagine the peanut butter being more than 150 calories per two table spoons though, since from what I know, it's not purely peanut butter.

You do not want to go under 1500 calories. Your body enters "survival mode" and your metabolism becomes greatly diminished.

Eat every other day.

No, seriously.

500 calorie day followed by a 1700 calorie day followed by a 500 calorie day followed by a 2000 calorie day followed by a 500 calorie day...

It works out fine.

Breakfast: Veggie burger on a whole wheat bagel
Lunch: PB&J on whole wheat bread with maybe some mixed nuts or a banana
Dinner: Usually either rice/black beans/salsa, whole wheat pasta with a sauce with as many veggies as possible, or (if I'm lazy) a cheese quesadilla.

See anything fundamentally wrong with this other than I need to remember to eat snacks throughout the day.

I just went and poured my dinner, the usual amount I pour.

It was a tiny bit over a cup, the rice. Fuck, I always thought I hate two cups. I don't eat as much as I thought!

So, everything seems to be good. I'm pretty happy right now. With the chicken meat and some oil, I think I'm eating about 300 calories for dinner. Sounds great?

this will ruin your metabolism. the basic idea of alternating your diet to shake up your metabolism is on target, but this plan is horrible.

some exercise and your ready to loose some weight i guess
