I'm trying to lose weight, but I'm hungry ALL THE TIME.

Keep in mind that I am eating.

what are you eating? If you stay away from simple carbs (sugars) your appetite should decrease a lot.

Also, eat small meals several times per day (usually 5-6 meals spread out every 2 to 3 hours). This will keep you from being hungry, but it will also limit the calories you take in. Also, as mentioned, stay away from simple carbs and eat healthier.

Don't get the idea that you shouldn't eat carbs though, CARBS ARE GOOD. Eat complex carbs.

Your lipid levels (fat) are likely low, which is your brain being hungry.
Are you eating 40/30/30 maccronutrient ratios?

Also, eat more slowly, and get used to eating until you're sated, not stuffed.

Eating slowly gives your body the chance to think "I've eaten" before you've crammed too much down your gullet.

Also, according to some nutritionists at my school, apparently a spoonful of peanut butter before a meal decreases your appetite significantly.

Buy a bag of baby carrots. A few handfuls of those will make you feel full with relatively few calories.

Also, check out calorie contents of various fruits and vegetables, as they will usually fill you up mainly due to water.

Celery. And lots of it. Alternatively drink gallons upon gallons of water until your stomach feels like it is going to burst. Or eat an apple or fruit complex carbs will keep you full for longer and in those forms are healthy.
