hey /fit/, any suggestions for improving handstands and building the strength to walk on your hands for extended periods of time? Right now I have mostly been bench pressing and trying to lose weight.
uh, how about actually doing handstands?
well yeah I have been practicing actually doing handstands... I was just wondering if anyone had any suggestions for the most effective lifts and what not for improvement
Improve your core musculature, all of them, no exceptions
hmm, yezzz... core... I was thinking mostly about the arms but core would make sense for staying balanced now that I think about it...
I'm guessing triceps is a real good place to start.
