Hello /fit/.
I'm pretty average as they go, 170lbs, 5'11. Average muscles, average everything. Haven't really worked out anything out of the ordinary before, and this is the result. Just average. I eat pretty healthy though.

I don't really want to get stronger, but I'd like to get a bit thinner so I look more attractive for the ladies.

I'm a hard working University student so I'm pretty busy but what would you guys recommend would be a good way to lose some weight without taking up too much time? Got any ideas for a quick daily exercise routine?

you wont even need to exercise. just fix your diet. if you want the quick way just reduce your calorie intake. do some googling faggot

My diet is pretty good, but I think you misinterpreted what I said. I don't really do any special excercise, but just a lot of walking every day.

Jog for 45 minutes or any form of cardio or

HIIT for 4 minutes 30/30sec intervals. google it if you dont know.

What's the best thing to HIIT on that I could use at home or around home? I've got one excerise machine, but it ain't got a high setting.

I don't know the name, but it's sort of bike shaped and you sit on it and pull yourself forward and back with it. That appropriate if I do it fucking fast?
