'Sup /fit/? I have a few questions here.

1. Whenever I go running/jogging, about 10-20 minutes into it, I start coughing and spitting up thick phlegm. It's disruptive, but doesn't totally stop my running? Is that normal and/or is there anything I can do to combat it?

2. That brings me to another thing. When I run, oh man do I sweat. It's like god's flooding the earth all over again, except this time through me sweating. Any way to combat that?

You're supposed to sweat and cough shit up when you run.
