hey fitser.

so basically im not a big guy.
in body height im slightly below average. but i got like really broad shoulders and quite some muscles.

here's the problem:
like everyone in my family thinks i should lose weight, but when i meet up with friends im always told: "did you train lately? gained a lot of muscles and stuff"
so im thinking of how can i get more "defined" muscles rather than just a huge bunch of power, which makes it difficult to tell if im muscular or overweight?

Lose weight. That's all there is to it.

However, the forever problem that big guys have is that we look fat in clothes. Clothes are cut nowadays to drape over the human body. Most people are fat and soft and WANT their bodies to be hidden. Practically the only indication anyone has of your physique is if you wear soft fabric and have well developed traps and shoulders. Or you can wear wife beaters and such all the time, in which case you look like low class trash.

I'm right there with you. Sucks.
