I think what my associate here is trying to say is that if you want to have some real substantial change in your workouts you need to take some initiative. Of all places to have asked you picked 4chan, and this isn't the BEST place to get quality advice. That's not to say that you SHOULDN'T ask here, but really, when it comes down to it, you should look to YOURSELF to learn what you want. We can't put information into you by osmosis, it makes a different if you actually put some effort into it.

Plus (like most posts) there's a lack of information. We can't read your mind and know exactly what you want.

haha, I suppose you are right.

what I do currently is work a body part a day, and usually shoot for like 1.25 hours with almost no rests (lifting light to heavy and then repeating this cycle). I'm just more or less concerned why I don't get sore when I work out my shoulders/biceps/and back anymore. So I'm looking on losing weight/looking more cut, but also gaining some strength.

And the reason why I'm looking for websites for advice is cause I dont' want to use 4chan has the place for advice lol

getting sore is not necesarily a sign of progress. I stopped getting sore about a year into lifting and i still made gains.

also, look up proper techniques. Cycling through a variety of exercises for 1.5 hours is not good and you won't go anywhere with that. Google up some beginner weight training routines.

if equipment is an issue than look up calisthenics.

Yeah, doing once a week is probably too infrequent I must say.

I'm planning on reversing my order into heavy to light and working out for like an hour only for the next 2 weeks.

And then the 2 weeks after that, I'll be doing negatives and stuff.

After that, I'll probably go back to light to heavy and cycle back.
