ok /fit/. I consider myself to be a healthy eater. Plenty of whole wheat sandwiches, poultry, fruits and vegetables, etc. Plenty of juices. and I limit saturated fats and shit. I'm not very concious of what I eat, but it's clear to me that I have a better diet than those I see chowing on Pizza and McDonald's daily.

I walk everywhere I go. and I usually take the stairs. overall, I feel like I am in pretty good health.

however, at 20 years of age and being 5'8, I still feel my naked body looks a little fat at 164 lbs. when I am sitting down I have a very clear defined fold of fat that is really easy to grab onto. I also have mild side-saddles.

Now I understand that this is simply my body type. But if I wanted to decrease the amount of this in the simplest way possible, what would that be? Limit my carbs? Situps? Jogging? more sleep? Eat celery?

tl;dr: Easiest way for an active and healthy person to lose a few.
