>You freeze grapes?

Oh man you don't know what you're missing. I just discovered frozen grapes today and OH MY GOD it's like eating a popsicle. I'm gonna try bananas tomorrow.

>>193332
Geez, man, you're really intense. I don't know if I could deal with counting all my carbs, fats, and proteins. But then again, I might realize in a few months that I need to... Sounds so tedious though.

Also, what brand is that fish fillet? A microwaveable fish fillet sounds mighty handy.
>> PetBot

>>193372
Well, I don't normally eat grapes-- I see them as void of nutrition compared to other fruits.. But I'll try it next time we get some.

I've been eating nothing but 1,000 calories of junk food a day (mostly Weight Watchers ice cream bars, with a "healthy" smoothie or vegan cookie) for the past week and have lost 5 lbs. I take vitamins too, just in case. So far, it's the best diet evar.
>> PetBot
>>193396
Don't you get hungry? That doesn't sound very filling! I'm kind of guilty of doing that though... Every now and then, I'll just save a day and eat a massive 1300 calorie chocolate bar and that'll be it. :[

>>193395
Oranges are too hard to eat.

FitDay is really great! I wish they had a custom option for activity though. Like I want to put in DDR, but I don't want to just put in "dancing" because we all know that DDR is way more intense than "dancing." Also it tells you (approx) how many calories you burn when you do it in workout mode!

Well duh D: But it's the peeling that's kind of hard... and I rip at my cuticles so I have little cuts on my fingers so it hurts a ton to peel an orange :(
>> Anonymous

Really only apples, bananas frequently. Strawberries, blueberries, other berries, small amount of melon (honeydew or catalope), oranges, kiwi, etc very infrequently. Just what people don't eat and is starting to go bad.

I really eat the same thing every day though. So...

like half of a rotisserie chicken, breast and one wing

Now i will make another shake :)

Didn't know oranges were that tough to peel. My nails are short. PetBot, you should brush up on some culinary cutting skills, well be very useful later on in life.

No recipe needed. I simmered the lentils for about an hour, cooked the rice in a rice cooker, and baked a breast with olive oil and some seasonings for about 20 min.

I'm not that great of a cook myself. Just buy some cheap food in bulk and experiment. Lentils are like, a dollar a bag, with a bag being more than 4 servings. Shit's wonder food.

And that's a citrus peeler.
