The fuck is wrong with your caps lock key?

Having said that, dude, half of your damn sausages seem to be made of some sort of flavouring, and I don't even know if it's healthy to eat so much soy and corn in a sitting.

Not really. When you say consuming "massive amounts" of the stuff, do you mean you're eating like a whole box daily? You shouldn't eat a whole box of ANYTHING daily. You shouldn't even eat these things every day, just because your system will get too used to them and the portion size you eat.

And they still have calories. Just because it's meat free doesn't mean you can healthily consume a lot of them. I'm a big fan of Boca vegetable burgers, but I eat one for dinner like three times a week at the most.

I don't know if you're an actual vegetarian or just avoiding red meat. If it's the latter, then you're just like me. I never eat red meat and only eat poultry sparingly (mostly due to how toxic chicken is from factories), so I focus more on plant matter and seafood. Mix up your meals and don't be afraid to eat a pan seared fish fillet or shrimp for breakfast. Stick to green vegetables, fruits, fish and shellfish, and occasional chicken fillets. It's a really great diet.

Again, don't eat ANYTHING daily. Some days, go vegetable heavy, other days go fish/chicken heavy. Don't neglect rice and stuff, but don't overdo it. It's more important to keep your diet dynamic than to continually eat one thing every day.

Avoid pre-prepared foods. European foods are generally okay because their food safety laws are rigorous, unlike in the USA. Here they can put asbestos and toxic waste in sausage patties and congress won't do anything about it.
