Hey,I did Ab Ripper X two days ago. I usually just did 300 situpsand thought I'd try out ARX. Holy shit, I did the entire work out but after two days my hip flexors still are sore as FUCK.I'm gonna do ARX again today since I do my abdominals every two days and on the video he said we should feel the pain in our thighs and hip flexors too since it's an ab/core workout but jesus..anyone else get this sore from it?
So can someone give a textual summary of what this suddenly popular Ab Ripper X program is?
