Okay /fit/. I have a question.

How much weight can I safely lose in about a month and a half? I'm a big guy (6'0'', 175lbs in b4 fatty) and moderately muscular, but I still have a paunch that I'd like destroyed before ~45 days are out.

Workout suggestions /fit/? Pic unrelated.

10-15lbs per month is ok I believe. Good luck.

Don't lose more than 2 lbs per week. That's pretty excessive. Keep it more like... 1.5 or 1 lbs per week.

why are people recommending weightloss?

175 was my STARTING bw (also @6'). i was disgustingly skinny, w/ripped abs and 11.5 in guns. these are undesirable characteristics. why would you want to lose weight?

my current goal is 185, just hit 170 yesterday. Gained 5 or so pounds in the last week, should hit 185 by November. 6'3" btw, and yeah being skinny sucks

That's because you had FAT and not MUSCLE. Notice how some of the most insane boxers you will see that are in perfect shape weigh roughly 150-160? All muscle my friend.
