since this is also a Health board im gonna ask for a advice before seeing a doctor,

im 85 kg and 1,97m , im fit and usually do sports and stuff

but like almost everytime i stand up i start to "black out" like my sight goes black and i lose control and balance over my body and usually fall down when i dont have anything to grab on

also last night when i was in bed trying to sleep i seriously think i had a heart attack, my ears started ringing and i heard some echo while i couldnt move my body anymore.. and after i snapped out of it my heart beated really fast

i dont take any steriods or something, so anyone know what this is or what could cause it?

Your light-headed spells are a result of lack of oxygen to the brain. It may be a symptom of a serious problem, but it might also be because you have a shit diet and lack enough iron.
If you had a heart attack, you would know. Nighttime immobility happens when your brain shuts down all but sympathetic functions but you somehow wake up partially. Even if you feel paralyzed, don't panic, this is normal. Your accelerated heart rate was probably due to you panicking. You can wake up fully by moving your eyes from side to side and breathing normally until you can move.

sounds like an autonomic problem. if you go to a doctor, they'll get blood pressure readings when you're laying down, sitting, and standing, and order an EKG. They should do a tilt table test, too. Simple stuff. Maybe some simple bloodwork. If that's all normal, you can be assured that whatever you experienced is likely not serious. if it persists, they can order more advanced tests depending on what other associated symptoms you have.

I used to have head rushes a couple of years ago. They don't sound as serious as yours and I've never had your paralysis thing but they just seemed to stop happening without any intervention.
