Any anon here do Weight Watchers? I've dropped from about 210 to just under 180 since last August. I like it because it's basically turning your diet into a video game. Do you take six points of cookie now, or do you save it for later and have a beer with dinner?

The downside is that it is kind of hard to tie with any real weight/mass gain diet, because carbs and whatnot count really heavily against you, while processed fake crap is relatively cheap.

Still, I'm pretty pleased with the results. It's not a quick fix, by any means, and it sure isn't cheap (although you can find ways to do it on a budget if you look around), but it works for me.

Cool, I do something similar my self, only gaining weight instead of losing it.

I also have a chart to compare strength vs mass

OP here. I figured I'd go ahead and lose the 35-odd pounds of fat I've put on since high school and then worry about adding muscle mass. Might not be the best way to do it, but fuck it, it's worked thus far.

I've been on it for a month now, lost about 10 pounds. I've been doing it in combination with a 2 day weight training split and Jiu-jitu classes 2 times / week. I'm very pleased with the results both on the scale and visually.

I too enjoy the video game aspect of it. I try to fill my fruit/veggie meter every day, try to to use as little of my weekly allowance points, keeping score of my activity points, etc. The eTools are great, I'd just wish they had better support for Firefox / Linux. It's very sluggish at work.
