Hey /fit/

Just a few small questions - in order to lose the most amount of weight (healthily, obviously), as well as eating right and drinking a lot of water, how many times a week would you recommend gyming?

Also, how long would these sessions be and what basics would they involve? (for example, 40mins cardio, reps, etc)

And I know it will help anyway because any exercise is exercise, but how helpful will it be to have say...30 minutes swim after every work out? It helps me relax and I seem to ache less, plus I'm burning more calories.

Sorry for any stupid questions that may have been asked here before. I'd really appreciate some answers though.

I've heard it's better to do cardio first, get your heart rate up, then do weights.

NO. do weights first then cardio or just do cardio in the morning and weights in the afternoon.
