You don't even have a question mark in that whole post. But, onto helping...
You shouldn't be running/lifting every day, for starters. Atleast, in the same format. So, if you want to work out 5 days a week (Resting is always good and should be done), then lift M-W-F and run T-Th, depending on your goals. Switch them around to running M-W-F and lifting T-Th if you'd like more weight loss.
Also, with something as low as 20-40 reps of push ups or crunches, you won't ever see progress. You should be working to do 20-40 at a clip, for sets of 3-5 if you're going to use BW exercises (Which, unless you've no other choice, you shouldn't do).
Basically, HIIT/SQUATZ.
