hey /fit/itans,

So I'm a little chubby. I'm not disgustingly fat, but I am on the high end of normal on my BMI. I've decided to get healthy, but I've never done this before.

So I've got a really basic fitness plan right now that is still being revised with the help of some friends/ex-health teachers. Basically, I bike a shitload already, so do some seriously high energy biking (i have to reach a certain pulse, i don't remember what right now) for at least 20 minutes a day, at least 3 days a week for my cardio portion. Not only am I getting good cardio, but I can feel the intense workout on my thighs, so it also does a leg workout. When I get home, I was told that every time I feel like fapping, do 50 pushups and 50 crunches, and keep going if you still have the energy to fap. Needless to say, I am doing a shitload of pushups and crunches now, at least 150-200 a day. My triceps are starting to become fucking MONSTERS, and I can feel my abdomen tightening up each time. I'm getting weights later to do bicep work.

But, there's one thing bugging the shit out of me. I still have this belly on me, and I don't know how the fuck to get rid of it. I don't eat much, only like 3-4 PB&J sandwiches and one cup of noodles a day, and I just started this plan on Sunday. I can see the rest of my body beginning to improve and shape up, but this fucking stomach won't go away!

tl;dr: What the hell do I do to get rid of this gut, and how long should I expect it to take?

Well, I see you have a properly balanced diet there.

stomach is last place to lose fat. keep exercising. start working with heavier weights (they will increase your lean body mass and help you burn more fat).

finally, EAT SOME FUCKING REAL FOOD. like meat and vegetables.

I have NO idea how to have a proper diet, nor would I have the money for it, so I suppose not eating a lot would be my only choice.

ehh, I can't get weights just yet until I can get my hands on some money, but someone is letting me borrow something called an "exercise band", which supposedly will allow bicep work without weights, but I don't think I could get very far with that.
