everytime i start working out - i stick with it for a few weeks, see results - then stop
for weeks..

so now im starting again - and hope to stick with it

conditioning myself to believe that working hard for the body I want has no "easy" alternatives. Just find a time and a place to work out and just..do it. Keeping a record of all the exercises I did, along with how much time it took and how many reps I did always helped me. Good luck.
