I'm lifting weights and trying to gain muscle, how many days should I have in between to rest? I'm currently doing a full body workout which consists of the bench press, military press, skull crushers, pullups, dips, shrugs, dumbbell rows, lateral raises, SQUATZ, and deadlifts (I'm not doing all of these each day, I'll leave out 2 or so and change them out with others to keep the workout new). I do this M, W, F, but I'm wondering if working out every two days (e.g. M, Th, Su, Wed, Sa) would be better.

One day rest is good. In fact, if you want to gain even more muscle, go every other day, i.e. M, W, F, Su, Tu, Th, Sa (that way you get seven workouts in two weeks instead of six)
