How does /fit/ feel about subway?

When I do go, which is not often I usally get a ft long turkey on wheat with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mustard, nothing else. I don't eat the entire sandwhich but I save the second half for another day in the week.

Is OPs sandwhich healthy enough?

I just got finished eating it a little bit ago. This was my first attempt at trying to order healthier.

I got: Over Roasted Chicken Breast on Italian Herbs and Cheese, no cheese, lettuce, green peppers, and onions, no sauce.

I know I should go wheat, but I figure if I'm cutting out cheese and sauce, a delicious bread is worth the few calories I'd save.

Oh, and it's a footlong.

isn't it one of the most health takeaways there is?

On average, but you can still fuck yourself over by getting the wrong meat, cheese, sauce, and of course, bacon.

I think when people say that what they should be explaining is that it offers the choices to be the healthiest.
