Fat% Anonymous
So, I got my body fat percentage measured today, for the first time ever. I thought I was in average health and not particularly fat (190cm/82kg), not particularly muscular but able to run the stairs up few times at metro.

It was 25% and was told this is Very Bad. Apparently I should also take a look in how much protein I consume (I like vegan food, though I visit McD occasionally).

I am completly overcome by this new information, and I turn to you for advice, /fit/, having never done so before. What should I do to get protein and how would I get that fat% to something that would be more along the lines of Average? Not looking any training program, just few tips to get myself started to the right direction.

Help me /fit/, your my only hope...

My point was that I like the taste and lightness of vegan food, but don't really have any particular hangups about eating meat. I do eat stakes, if there aren't any vegan alternatives.

But if opportunity rises, I take vegan over stake. McD is convenient examble as nobody goes there to eat salads.
