Help me fix it.Monday: One arm snatch on a barbell (from 55 lbs. x2 plus 5 lbs. each set working up to a max around 100 lbs. so far), strict glute-hamstring raises (one, rest, then two, rest, until I reach my max, and then I work my way back down), 800m sprint, horizontal jumps until I break my previous record even if only by a centimeter, vertical jumps until I break my previous record if only by a centimeter, ballistic throws of a 15 lbs. plate until I break my previous record, pullups (one, rest, two, rest, working up to my max, then back down), miscellaneous abdominal work.Tuesday: Box pistols (starting at 55 lbs. adding 5 lbs. until max, usually 105 lbs.), jump squats with 100 lbs. until failure, 800m sprint, 30m sprints for time, pushups (10, rest, 20, rest, working up to max, then back down), miscellaneous abdominal work.Wednesday: HIITThursday: Like MondayFriday: Like TuesdaySaturday: Long runSunday: Rest
