My inner thighs are sore from yesterday's workout. Not too bad, but noticeable. I have yoga + 1 hour of cardio cycling today.Will I piss off my body if I go? Or can I just go ahead and take a rest day tomorrow?Picture unrelated, but pretty fucking gross.
Take a shower switching between hot and cold and drink some milk.Do the yoga and if you're still feeling sore just take it easy on the cycling or don't go at all.
