Um... getting past that, you should google some stuff. Get to know how to read nutrition labels and what to look for and what and what not to eat as part of a healthy diet. Next, you need to start off slowly with your exercise. It will be a bitch at first, but once you get into it, it's actually quite a bit of fun. I suggest biking at first, or if you can't ride a bike, just go for walks. Remember: the key is to start off slow, then work your way up to a jog. Get some free weights or join a gym, and ask for some assisstance there on what to do about if you wnat to join the armed forces and what they look for.
