So I did squats for the first time in a couple years and I seem to have hurt my back. Not like muscle pain, just feels like a light bruise if I poke the below the base of my neck/top of my back. Am I doing something wrong?
did you let the bar lay there? go a noch down farther next time to avoid rubbing the bar on the higher backbone pieces.
