A) you aren't letting it rest long enough if you exercise your brachs B) you have bad form when you are lifting and you work your brachs even when you dont mean to C)Tiny muscular rips from a combo of A and B
SOLUTION: The body is an amazing product of nature. Give yourself a break, focus more on lower body, things that you don't use your arms for. Give it a week, if it gets worse then you will need to see a doctor. but whatever you do DO NOT continue exercising, thats how a serious injury can occur, potentially affecting your long term future.
