Hey /fit/, skinnyfag here. Yes I know I need to eat eat eat eat and eat some more. And do more SQUATZ. I need to get like 3000+ calories per day to gain weight.

So what are some foods that are relatively healthful or at least not too bad, but high in calories?

Just switch to a massively heavy meat based diet.

Not permanently . . . but just for a few months. Big, fatty, juicy steaks, ribs, chicken - go to town. Yeah, it would be a terrible diet in the long run but is fine to do for a while and should help bulk you up as quick as possible. Since you're skinny, you shouldn't even have to worry much about chub.

So carbs, lots of pasta, etc. What else? Outback has their Aussie cheese fries that are like 2900 calories a plate but they probably take like 6 months off your life.

macadamia nuts, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds

lard, grassfed butter, greek yogurt, organic whole milk
