Im 18 atm, losing weight when I was 16 was easy enough, took time and dedication, but it slowly happened. I started with walking to trim down a bit, then once I was a bit fitter, I'de carry an axe into the surrounding forest (farm life) and hack down a treee, we needed the wood for winter, and it was good exercise, I suggest you dont let the tree hit you, though.
