Variations of the squat sasuke
Do you do front squats or overhead squats?
I'm tempted to try overhead squats to correct my form.

Do 'em both but overhead squats are absurdly hard. More than likely you will mess up your form even more with OS because core stability is so crucial

I lol'd.

Sure, whatever you say. But if you stacked too much weight on and you're unable to support the bar, good luck not getting injured.

Start overhead squats very light... like, literally just a broom handle. It takes a while to get the flexibility and the balance right.

I do them in my back garden on my off days as part of my flexibility work (just stretches and a few dynamic moves), but I couldn't do them with more than 20kg odd if I wanted to, despite being able to OH press 40kg odd for 5x5 and squat 90kg for the same.

It is a brilliant exercise, but work into it slow.

I do both front and overhead, more than back squats. Work into them slow, like previous posters said. You should eventually be able to overhead squat more than you can overhead press. Once you get the form right, all it takes is being able to hold the weight over your head for long enough. I'm trying to work my way up to 15X bodyweight...

That's why you do it somewhere where you can throw it down, duh.
