Fuck, /fit/. How do you guys do the small meals plan? I'm trying to eat small, 200-300 calorie meals every 2.5 hours or so. I just constantly feel full, but you all say "you've already fucked up if you have hunger pains" and that I'm just supposed to constantly be eating.

Like, I'm on a weird sleeping schedule right now, so I woke up at 10pm last night and it's now 4:30 AM. I ate at 2AM (bowl of oatmeal with honey, about 170 calories) and I'm supposed to be eating again before 5AM, but I'm just not hungry. How do you guys not feel like fatties when doing this? I want to do this because I've heard how good it is for your metabolism, so should I just force the food down and not worry about it?

NEVER FORCE YOURSELF TO EAT!!!!

If on vacation wait until your stomach literally growls for food and eat a small golden mango!

i've always said, it's work to eat that much. you will get used to it. however skipping a meal or two during adjustment is not going to break your routine.

Thanks. Yeah, I've been doing it for five days and it's really hard. Despite actually eating LESS than calories per day than I've ever eaten in my life (going for a lot of fat loss), I feel completely full all the time and it's starting to make me feel guilty as if I'm binge eating all over again.

Yesterday, for example, I was only able to commit to five meals and not a single one of them was over 200 calories, so I actually ended up with WAY too little calories overall. It's fun and satisfying to be able to eat this often and have it be healthy, it's just guilt inducing and I'm constantly feeling full.

Still, though, I need to eat in about 15 more minutes to maintain my schedule. Gonna be a soy burger with all the vegetable trimmings and hot mustard on two slices of low calorie whole wheat bread. In b4 vegan, I just want to enjoy a burger without having it be fattening :(

I started my meal plan the other day where I'm actually eating more than I usually did... because I wasn't eating enough to begin with. But I also had a hard time eating everything. Just felt like a big fatty. ):

I might have to cut some out to my original caloric intake to adjust 0.o
