Its really not that hard to just eat 4000 calories.
Bagel with peanut butter - 500-600 Protein Shake - 300 Chicken Breast - 250 Hamburger - 300 Glass of Milk - 120 Pasta - 200+ Vegetables - 150+
Then just eat more. Like eat 2 bagels with peanut butter, 2 chicken breasts with veggies for lunch, pasta with tuna and vegetables for dinner, etc.
Its easier than you think.
Or buy weight gainer or drink 4 protein shakes in a day. 4 shakes = 1200 calories. Add in a regular day of eating is up to 3200 calories. Toss in an extra serving of protein at each meal or some oatmeal.
