When I use to run I saw minimal results in my scale now when I run I use both a slimmer belt and a vest to take out the water weight in stomach. I have better results in the scale but I wanted to know what /fit/ thinks wearing a either the belt or the vest while running or at having them both at the same time.

you will regain water weight nimrod. it's called getting thirsty.
also you usually break a sweat around 100 calories blah blah blah. add weight training for real results.

running on its own wont see many results, supplement the running with some resistance and stability training, ditch the silly belt, drink more water as it will mean your body doesnt hold onto water weight and mix your running up i.e. fartlek and hill running, long slow runs or 10 miles plus etc.
