Okay, /fit/, I am coming in question for you.I'm a model, and I'm striving to tone my body a bit more. I'm fine with pectorals, and my arms are naturally defined. My abs are in development, the outline of a sixpack is well underway, and within the next week, I'm sure it'll be apparent.But my biggest pet peeve would be the Love Handles. Its a genetic thing with all of my family, however, I do cardio 4 days in a week, and it shrinks, but dosn't completely dissipate.Any help?specific diets? Workouts? Squatz?Pic related: Its me.

I have the same problem. I've always had these embarrassing fucking love handles, ever since I was just a tiny bit overweight. My current attempt of cutting out as much fructose as possible seems to be helping.
