Hey /fit/,

I've been skinny most of my life. Right now I am 19yo, 110lbs and I hate it. I want to gain some muscle and be on my healthy weight. I am 5'6" so I think I am supposed to be around 130lbs (?). What should I start with as far as working out and eating? What are some foods/activities I should avoid? Thanks for reading.

eat more. more. more. eat every 2 hours. doesnt matter what, just eat.

better if its vegetables, fruits and meat- rather than crap in a box.

Okay. You should weight about 120 average for a small bone structure and healthy weight. Eat about 1500 calories a day, healthy food and take a nice jog. The eggs are always good (I <3 eggs) vegatables, fruits. Anything healthy, just not junk food. Just keep an eye on your calories.

And if you can't jog, or if where you live is creepy, than just do some jump ropes. That's always been great at keeping me in good shape.
