stir fry shit, DONT USE OIL, ull burn up a lot of the fats and grease, and most vegetables i find taste a lot better stir fried, and id suggest not using a sauce on it after, get some kind of shake on meat spicey stuff, and have it with white rice, i eat this allll the time, its filling, and pretty damn healthy, and to fight the sugary stuff, u can kick a sugar drink habbit pretty easily, i found it only took a day or two to get over the slump of no extra boost, water sucks so i tend to drink a lot of juices, but keep it far away from me on my desk so i dont just chug it down, when its sittin there i just feel less thirsty cfause i know i can just take a sip if i needed it, and if ur eating sugar candy crap, not sure about that, i cant stand eating mcuh candy myself so iunno.
