Hai /fit/. So i'm wondering are ATG squats better than parallel squats ? At the moment i'm doing 205 parallels.So should stick with parallel or go ass to ground ?I'm 5,4 138 lbs

ATG. Less shear and more power, since you load up at the bottom of the rep. Think of a biceps curl. You get more power on the next rep if you fully contract on the previous one.
