Is jumping up and down repeatedly, as well as jumping forward, jumping to turn around, jumping forward in another direction, and then doing a sort of skiing motion while jumping... a good workout for my legs? I did that today like fucking crazy, and my legs felt like jello afterwards.

I'll delete this as soon as I get an answer since it's such a boring topic.
