/fit/ my caffeine tolerance is absurd.

For example, I can have 4 cans of redbull and only feel a slight perk or even have the equivalent of 6 shots of coffee and not feel anything. I also tend to drink ALOT of tea(green tea/earl grey) during the day as well.(like i might have 7+ cups a day)

My question to you is: 1) Does tea actually have any caffeine in it at all?

2) and if so does leaving the teabag in it make it too strong or unhealthy(due to tanin?)

and

3) How do i reduce my overall insensitivity to caffeine.

1) Tea has hardly any caffeine in it compared to most things.
2) Leaving the teabag in it is just going to make it increasingly bitter and ruin the flavor. Also teabag? Get some loose leaf tea if you want more of a kick. Then you can steep it just long enough to get the flavor out without it losing all the fantastic taste.
3) I don't believe you have an insensitivity to caffeine. I never drink caffeine and a few days ago I had a shit load of Red BUlls. I didn't notice anything.

Compared to my previous levels of tolerance I do. I used to be hyper from 2 cups of coffee, let alone actually trying to drink 6.
