What exercise or combination of exercises can you do without hurting your joints as long as possible for weight loss?

What he said was true, look up Chinese school - basically teacher says a line, students all yell the line back to him. I actually did a bit of it in Special Forces, too. Not sure what it really did besides made us motivated to do manly stuff.
