Nutritionist said that was only like 720 or so calories. So, she wanted to bump it up to 1050 or so. I don't think I'm even eating that much yet (like 950-1000). This is what I eat now:
breakfast - bowl of some Kashi cereal (looks like bird or rabbit food, it has 13g of fiber and 11g of protein) lunch - apple, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, yogurt, carrots dinner - cup of rice with vegetables and meat
So, yeah.
