Dear /fit/,I used to do Charles Atlas push-ups, flys, and weighted crunches, in a row, three times a day. 1 set of each in the morning, 2 more sets of each in the evening after I've gotten home from work.I recently starting skipping them in the morning and just doing them in the evening. Is that still enough?
