Oh, and I eat my canned tuna mixed with:

Mayo
Mustard
Chopped nuts (walnut or pecan)
Dill relish
Chopped apple
Chopped celery

Just eat by the forkful as tuna salad.

Op Here, was just curious if people try to avoid using mayo as if I remember 90% of it is calories from fat.

yes mayo is horrible. It also has trans fat which your body can't get rid of.

We're active, people that are calorie nazis are just trying to get the most results out of the least work. Nothing wrong with that, but you can still be a fucking stud and eat mayo, just don't go fucking overboard.

Never heard of that before tbh.

How do i eat my tuna? I dont really, but since i seen its a good source of protein and only about 140 cals a can, im going to try out some recipes with it.

At a starting basis i'd say mix it with chopped tomatoes/tinned tomatoes, salt & pepper, some basil & oregano and serve it with vegetables.

Lemon juice, seasoning, & chopped fresh parsley.

Laughing cow extra light (basically cheese triangle) (20 cals each), heat it up slightly to melt it down, throw in some seasoning and sweetcorn.

Not much i can think of to do with canned tuna, some of the ideas are pretty crap but it's better than eating a tin of tuna stinking of brine.
