I don't have access to the gym but I have a barbell at home with 100lb of weights, I'm trying to do squats with it but the most I can lift over my head onto my shoulders is 60lb, yet I could squat probably the full 100lb.Is there a technique to get it on your shoulders easier?
Buy a rack or get two spotters.

learn how to hang snatch the barbell with 100 pounds on it so you can get it on your shoulders to do the squats lol
