Can you change the resistance on said stationary bike? If so:

Get your MP3 player. Make a playlist alternating fast songs and slow, heavy songs. On the fast songs, go fast. On the heavy songs, steadily increase the resistance throughout the song. At the end, lower the resistance a bit.

Basically a spinning workout.
