Numbness Anonymous
I need the health portion of the board For the first time ever I ran over a mile without needing to slow to a walk, a great accomplishment for a sedentary person. Sadly after I got home and finished stretching i notice that my left big toe was numb on the end, a feeling similar to when a limb goes to sleep. It has been three days now and its not changing, WHAT IS WRONG WITH ME! Help me /fit/, your my only hope.

it's probably fine, as long as it doesn't change color or anything like that

a couple years ago my big toe went numb after a swim, and stayed numb for about 3 months. it's fine now.

Nah, bullshit. I have the same thing from weightlifting with proper shoes and I'm sure the guy in this thread that got it from swimming wasn't wearing shoes either.
