Update: I posted here a little over a month ago about quitting wow and getting back in shape. Was 6'2 265 at the time now I'm 245.

Questions: I'm running a lot now. More and more everyday. But whenever i stretch I hear crunching noises coming from my knees? Should I be worried? They don't hurt and I can't feel anything, just the sounds.

Also, should I be worried about burning myself out? Results started off slow but have been increasing by the day. I pretty much have run and lifted twice a day for the past 3 weeks. Last night I indulged myself on a burger and a few beers and all I can think about today is going for a run and somehow making up for it.
