Sup /fit/,I've been working out quite a lot over the last half year, and though I'm noticing that I'm getting quite a bit stronger, my muscles aren't growing much at all, other than my chest muscles becoming a tiny bit more defined and my biceps/triceps being slightly larger than before when flexing.tl;dr: how do I make muscles grow as opposed to get stronger?
you've plateaued
I'm constantly trying to increase the weights as I am able.At first I tried with 10 reps per set for some months, then 5, and lately 25. Can't tell the difference in muscle growth.
>>1713725 reps is cardio.
>>15977You're not going to see any muscle definition if you're still a fat fuck above the muscle.
>>17137sounds to me like you're just doing random shit. get over to bodybuilding.com or tnation and do some research. if you don't have a trainer, research is the best thing you can do.

I indeed have the same problem. I can throw around a 120lb woman like she's nonexistent, but you can see my ribs. Perhaps eating is in order.
