Hi /fit/, a quick question.I'm not looking to do weights or anything, nor am I that fat. I've simply got a bit of a gut on me I want to work off over the holiday. So obviously cardio, or more specifically jogging, is what I want to do.Ideally, how much should I do a day? 30 minutes?
