Please... help me, /fit/.

I'm a 19 year old male. I'm trying desperately to burn body fat. I'm in fairly good shape - not fat by any means. I even have a slightly visible six-pack. But my man-boobs are fucking HUGE. It looks weird and I'm afraid to take my shirt off or walk around with just one layer of clothing on. What the fuck am I doing wrong?

I've been doing a routine for about two months now. I visit the gym three times a week and I do HIIT first thing in the morning on the days when I don't go (except for Sunday, which is my rest day.) I'm seeing progress in all areas apart from the fucking areas that I want - my tits.

What the fuck am I doing wrong?

TL;DR - I'm burning fat in everywhere except my man-boobs.

Relax and grab a handful of torso. If you can do it, you still have more fat to lose. Once you do that, the moobs will shrink. I am prone to putting on fat there too once my total BF goes up. You just need to lose more fat. No quick tricks. Sorry.
