Hey /fit/, I'm looking for a fitness journal where I can track my progress over time. Preferably with charts and graphs and stuff, like body fat indexes or something.

Just something where I can really easily see my progress. I think that's what I need to stay motivated.

i use pencil and paper. to see progress, well, you just turn the pages and stuff.
