/fit/, I fucking love saltine crackers. But, I find it hard to believe you can gain weight on them. As far as I know, eating more calories than you burn makes you gain fat. But... They're fucking crackers! Really, the fact that any bread related food can have so many calories in beyond me. Fuck, I wish nutritional values didn't exist, so I wouldn't have to fret about this bullshit. I mean... I know there must have been times where I ate an entire pack out of the four there are of crackers.
