I've been on psedo-eph since highschool, on & off, so its been 6 years. I lost 30lb in 6 months at the time. That was sophomore year. I got to wear my dream dress instead of a tent for prom, lol
My diet is fruit, yoghurt & muesli for breakfast; coffee all the time; lunch is random, sometimes its salads or take-out. Dinner is also random because of my job. I don't overeat anymore, but I still get insane cravings if I stop stacking.
