So, my cousin had their graduation party and I had my fare share of a few beers, cake, hamburgers, and the like.

Kind a bad move diet-wise. Any tips on how to not make this little binge make my weight go up?

Should I just keep it light tomorrow?

Just proceed as usual. Don't exert yourself to make up for it, little bumps in the road don't fuck you up too bad.

Don't change your diet because you slipped up, just continue to eat normally. The best thing you can do to combat a binge is workout afterwards. But don't go crazy and beat yourself up or think you have to run a marathon to make up for it. It's just one time.

You don't gain weight immediately from single binges like that. It takes 3500 calories of unused energy to cause a 1 pound gain in stored fat. That doesn't happen in a single binge.
