its really awesome. It breaks down each muscle group (chest, abs, back, etc.), lists several basic exercises, and gives a detailed medical drawing of all the muscles being worked. The only problem is that some of the workouts are machine related.

Don't know if it works as fast as he says it does, but maybe I'm doing it wrong. At any rate, I can do a regular one-armed pushup and five pistols now, after about a month of trying it twice a day.

yes, actually the only books i own at my apartment are many of the books you have listed and some esoteric post modern eurofag philosophy.

the former are all fantastic (except for cressey...grumble...) and the later i use as coasters for my protein drinks.

i was actually lucky enough to meet a few of the authors you listed at seminars.
