Hello /fit/I have a problem. I have no arch in my feet, as a result I can not run. I have those custom made pads that you put in your shoe to relieve the pain that my podiatrist made me. Those pads relieves the pain and I can walk no without any major pain, but I can not run for more than 5 minutes (My feet and legs starts to hurt really bad)So what is a good cardio exercise for me?.pic unrelated
