lol, no, unless it's just the initial water weight. even then that's too much.

there's 3500 calories in a pound of fat so you'd have to be eating nothing and running 12 miles a day to burn a pound of fat daily.

because at that rate your body is probbly eating muscle as well as fat... AND you're getting dehydrated

general formula is take your bodyweight... multiply by bf%... you may lose a half % of body fat per week... that's the golden rule

go until you're at 7-10 % body fat
