When does /fit/ eat their breakfast?

Is it bad to skip breakfast entirely?

Sleeping gets you in a catabolic state. Eating breakfast stops the muscle breakdown. Eating breakfast also helps fat loss by increasing the amount of calories you burn at rest.

No one knows what they're talking about here, they're just resounding what they've read in tabloids or heard on the net.

I wont eat if I'm not hungry (which I never am in the morning). I'll just slam some cold water and maybe eat some raw vegetables. Somehow I'm still able too progress through intense training intervals and gain/lose weight diligently whenever I decide too.

Explain that, /fit/.
