I've become a vegetarian about a year and a half ago, and lately - I've been so tired and unmotivated to do anything. I take a multi-vitamin 5-6/7 days a week. I eat a lot of Ramen noodles (I know they're terrible for me), but I'm not sure if it's my eating/sleep habits, or just the fact that I'm a lazy fucker. I usually sleep from 5am-12pm on days I have classes, and on days I don't I usually sleep from like 5/6-2. I set my alarm for 10, 11, and 12 every day but I'm always just so tired and unmotivated.

I'm actually pretty in shape for somebody who isn't super active. 5'7", 135 lbs - I'm naturally pretty cut for not working out. So inb4 "fat lard" or any comments about being a typical American.

Cool story bro

Depending on your diet, you may be deficient in protein. If you're vegetarian (and therefore hopefully eat dairy), eat an omlette or something with a couple of eggs in each day. Lack of protein can make you feel quite tired. Alternatively, have more tofu, though eggs are a more direct source.

Eat beans and nuts.

I drink about a half gallon of silk a week or so, and I eat a lot of fake meat which has protein, I'm just not sure what else it could be.

vegetarianism is an unhealthy lifestyle, and boils down to no more than a choice of emotion and morality.

the drawbacks of mass produced meat are far less damaging than the benefits

My multivitamin gives me most of the vitamins I need, but the only B vitamin I get is B12. I'm not really too sure about that kinda stuff - which I should probably look into more so I don't end up dieing or something.

I always buy organic food when I can, specifically with Banana's, Tofu, and a few other things.. but I'm a broke college student that is living on unemployment until I can find a job. I know there is healthier "Ramen" out there but I just really can't fork over $1 per pack.

Cart, horse, order, &c. Eating fancy faggot foods won't help when you're not eating enough in the first place. OP is waking up in the afternoon and eating a lot of ramen when he is not asleep. And on top of all that, he's a vegetarian, and a lot of plants are not efficient ways get calories. He could easily be undereating to the tune of 1000 calories a day.

Go with the lentils.

Do you eat any meat at all? fish? or any dairy? Milk, eggs? Or are you fully Vegan?

I don't eat meat either, but I get by just fine. Most people are very surprised when they find out because im pretty fit. I've been veggie for about 8 years now.

Here is what should help you. Fuck multivitimins, they aren't what you need, you need iron and omega 3, those are what we miss from meat and fish. Drink a glass of OJ a day. Eat nuts as a snack instead of shit, nuts give more protein. Other than that, just try and get a good diet and not eating meat should make no difference.

Oh I forgot, I take Iron pills and Flaxseed oil every day. That helps mucho.

I don't care about vegetarians.

I eat EASILY under 1000 calories a day. Usually I wake up, eat a sandwhich and then only eat one other thing aside from a pack of Ramen a day. Every once in a while I'll eat more when I'm really hungry. Once or Twice a week I'll eat a bowl or two of spaghetti - maybe make myself taco's or something.

I do eat dairy, but I definitely don't eat it often. I eat a lot of cheese, though.

>>469397

I'll have to look into finding those.

See, it's even worse than I suggested. You're undereating by more like 1500 calories at least. If you want to have energy then you need to get fuel. You need to eat like it's your job. You need to eat more than twice what you currently are eating. Legumes are your friends here: continue to eat what you are eating now, in the same quantities, but add plenty of lentils, PBJ sandwiches, perhaps various kinds of dairy and eggs.

OP DOES needs vitamins. Its not the vitamins that he is missing from meat, but the vitamins from his less than nutritious food intake.

Check folate and vitaminb12 levels. Talk to a doc to get some blood work.

Eat some fucking meat you faggot.
