Ok, need a little help here /fit/

I'm pretty pale and skinny (110) and really want to get healthy and in shape before the school year starts.

I don't play sports or go outside much, all I do is browse /v/ & /co/ and play vidya gaems. I have a terrible sleep schedule (I stay up till about 5 AM and wake up at 3 PM) but I have some decent hygiene.

What I want to do is get pretty healthy and gain some weight, and work out in between.

Can you recommend me some good schedules /fit/? I've only lurked here once when this board was first introduced, so hopefully it isn't full of trolls.

Sleep at normal times.
IE: go to bed before 12 and wake up before 10... I personally go to bed around 11:30 and wake up anywhere from 5:30-7 am.
HIIT or Cardio in addition to weights 6 days a week, alternating. day 7 should be a rest day.
find out your BMR and eat more than that.

Push-ups, sit-ups ect. Lifting some weights if you have them.

I don't know how old you are, kid, but regardless 110 pounds is bordering on dangerously underweight for a male unless you have some kind of disease or you're like, 5'4".

Knowing that, cardio and HIIT are the absolute last things you need. You need to be eating a metric fuckton of food (at the stage you're in it doesn't even matter what the fuck you eat, just get some damn calories in your system), getting into the gym 3 times a week, lifting heavy weights (as in, 80-90% of max strength 5x5), and getting out.
