If you didn't feel sore you wouldn't have been exercising enough. If you have a muscle that feels tight, extend your body in a way to stretch that specific one. Do this whenever you feel it. If it's always the same ones you could specifically do them as a warm up.
For arms, stretch arm straight out to your side and push your hand so your palm faces outward. Turn your hand back and forth.
For triceps reach over your shoulder as far down your back as possible. With your other arm pull your elbow. You can also bend sideways at the waist.
