ok /fit/, I work 12 hour days in a refinery, most of which is spent standing, walking, lifting, tightening, etc.Today I got out of work feeling SUPER tired. My legs are basically spaghetti, but tomorrow morning I was planning on working out (squats, benches, cleans). I am seriously thinking about skipping the gym tomorrow.long story short, is my job ruining my workout and my fitness? I can't imagine my job counts as a workout because I am not in the shape I would like to be. This is really aggravating to me. Does anyone else here work really long exhausting days?
