Hello /fit/, I'd like to lose some weight, and started walking regularly. The biggest problem I think will be snack foods, I eat chips way too often, and need a healthy alternative. Any recommendations?

theres healthy snack foods. healthy chips/cookies/candies (tofu turkey-like food) etc that are actually healthy but taste like shit. you could snack on those or you could just eat some fruits/veggies if you're hungry or chew some gum for your oral fixation

Eat nuts instead, few weeks of not eating chips and you'll hate the taste but love nuts, just make sure they're low in salt.
