Building endurance. How do I do it?I spent years as a scrawny runt, then worked otu until I was at least regular-sized. I can lift heavier weights than my similarly-sized friends and run faster and all that, but I have no endurance. After an hour of hard work I am just gone completely. I don't like this, and would like to rectify the situation. How can I build my endurance up fairly quickly?The obvious answer would seem to be 'work out longer' but there's probably a better way of working specificalyl towards being able to go all day.
building insurance is important but don't forget contents too, generally it comes in a plan (home & contents). good luck!
You probably know more than most of us. Just keep running for longer periods of time, and workout out for longer periods of time I guess.
Steroids. Its your only other option.
