Whats a good way of telling if you have stomach fat? How do you know the difference between piniching skin and pinching fat

if you have so little fat on your stomach that you can't tell if it's skin or fat, then somehow i doubt you need to worry about losing any

usually, though, it's cardio. most people actually have better abs than they think, you just have to get to a pretty low body fat % to see them well.

it's tough to tell from this pic, but i think working on your chest a little would make your abs look better. besides adding visual balance and whatnot, it could stretch the skin on your torso a bit tighter which would show off more of the abs.

as for working on the abs themselves, personally i would get just a little more muscle in the area first and then re-evaluate. it really depends on what you yourself want, though
