sup /fit/, fatass here
I'm trying to get rid of excess belly fat. I've been doing abs and weight exercises for three months now with the only result being that my arms are now stronger. So, I've decided to buy a stationary bike. Any suggestions on choosing one and the amount of cycling I should do daily?

stop doing sit ups.

Well, starting out, I'd say try to go 4-8 mph for 20 minutes and add a minute or so on top of that every other day until you get up to 40-60 minutes. Then maintain that and increase resistance accordingly.

Basically just keep your heartrate at around 155-180 for as long as possible. I would suggest getting some kind of cycle system that uses your largest muscles the most (your glutes).

Thanks a lot!

Is that included in the bike's description or is there just some way to tell? Also, does it affect the price? I'm not exactly rich so if possible, I'd like to keep the bike within the $200 range.
