Op here /fit/ >>37377 So far I've stopped drinking, sodas, energy drinks, and sports drinks. I've also topped getting seconds at meals and don't eat a lot of snacks other then fruit. I don't drink alcohol often (like once every two months or so). Any other, more specific dietary tips?
>>37385 So far I've noticed no difference in my stomach size and my clothes seem to be fitting as usual. Also my weight hasn't really changed any (Could be the muscle growth though since I heard muscle weighs more than fat). My stomach does feel lighter though.
