I started putting this stuff in my morning oatmeal, as well as some in my other meals.

Now I haven't shat in two days :/
Am I gonna break something when I do?

(For non-swedes, it's ground flour husk (I think). 50% fibre.)

non iodized sea salt works best, i bought a bag of it for like $5.

also wrm water seems to make it more drinkable.

if the taste seems to much its probably less salt than a bag of chips or a pop, so think of it that way, instead of it tasting too salty.

But yeah, I vary, usually depending on diet changes, that all depend on what food items are on sale at the time.
