First time poster, very recent disciple. I'd like to know how to get rid of moobs. I'm 5'8 and 180 lbs. I've been steadily losing weight as I've been jogging for an hour every morning, but I've noticed nothing happening in my chest area. I already have a pretty built upper body, so I have the feeling that chest exercises would only amplify them. The damn things actually kept me from asking out my more petite classmates in high school, and it's been high time I finally get rid of them.
