itt, the bread you eat. Bran For Life is from the Food For Life brand which makes Ezekiel 4:9. The stats are the same the two breads, but Bran For Life has 5g fiber per slice, while Ezekiel only has 3g fiber.

Schwebel's low calorie whole wheat. Only 35 calories and 8 carbs per slice, with 3 grams of fiber per slice, so it really only has 5 true carbs per slice. It actually has a good amount of protein and HFCS is the second to last ingredient on the list, so it is in very small amounts.

Also, I use the same Smucker's sugar free spread that's in your pic, but sometimes I get the blackberry flavor.
