This is my before picture. Today I started a purely strength-focused workout plan that includes loads of SQUATZ and running up hills.

My main goals are improving endurance and strength. In a month's time, I want to be able to sprint up the devil hill behind my house all the way (I can do about half right now) and be able to do tons of pushups and dips.

I'll come back in a month with my after picture.

No legs shot? With all the sprinting and SQUATZ, isn't that where you'll be seeing the biggest improvement?
