I have an important question: how long does it take my mussels to recover, I know that its useless to do the same exercises two days in a row but whats the actual time I need to rest?
since I heard everything from 24h to one week(which I think is exaggerated)

tell me fit what would you recomend?

it's not exaggerated, and the possible range is really that wide. it depends on the size of the muscle being worked, the volume of the workout, the weight, and about a billion other factors.

I found out by myself that my abs need more than one day to recover but what about the biceps? will it grow bigger if I let it rest for more than lets say 2 days? or should I work it every third day?

actually I was told by a personal trainer that abs are the one mussle that take the LEAST time to recover, as in you can do them every day of the week

for my its chest that takes the longest to recover being generally 72 hours whereas arms or leg days just take 48

Work out when the muscle feels totally recovered (no soreness). If it feels totally recovered after 24 hours, you're not working it hard enough. Aside from that it's impossible to be specific because it depends entirely on your body and what you're doing to it.

A lot of people just like to do a 3-day split so that each muscle group effectively gets a week of rest anyway. That way you can be sure that you get enough recovery.

Personally, I do stronglifts, and stronglifts has a nice smooth system of progression, instead of really exaggerated periodization. Stronglifts maintains that it's okay to do squats 3x a week, and I believe it. Since I'm only adding 5-10lbs each workout, I find that it usually only takes me a day or so to recover anyway.

I normaly do 2-3 sets whit as much reps as possible shoul I increase the weight to max?

honestly, you really don't know what you're talking about. you really need to study on your own. you're coming in here and asking questions without any context. what are you doing? lifting for strength? size? weight loss? weight gain? you're asking questions that are completely incompatible. 2-3 sets with as many reps as possible? increase weight to max? i have no idea who gave you advice or what, but they're an idiot.

going heavy (2-3 reps at 95% of your max) will require a 1 week wait before working out again if you are working for strength. it's not exaggerated.
