Cardio Anonymous
Hey /fit/, I need some advice on what type of Cardio Exercise (Aerobic exercise) I can do in the house. The weather's horrible outside and I dont' have any specialised equipment like treadmills and stationary bikes.

I use the school's gym after schools mondays, wednesdays and fridays... but we're in exam block now so the gym and indoor sports centre has been shut down.

Burpees. It's a squat-pushup-jump combination, and you will feel great after doing them. Go to youtube to see it done.
