sup /fit/ I've recently started eating really healthy this week(fruits,organic vegetables,whole grain rice,soy milk,whole grain cereal ect) But for some reason my pee is really dark instead of clear like I expected it to be is there any reason to this?

I had a Biology teacher at school tell me that when you do this regularly, you put a strain on your kidneys. So the trick would be slowly adjusting your diet proportions until you find the one suitable for you and you no longer have that problem.

Again, it's his word, and I don't have enough knowledge to dismiss it or back it up. It just seems reasonable.

While still on the piss subject though, is there a reason for piss suddenly becoming abnormally pungent? Ever since I kicked up my workout to get past a plateau, my piss smells like piss+the ocean.

light/dark piss color is a much better indicator of dehydration than thirst. thirst is the worst/last. source book: "Your Body's Many Cries for Water".
