Wow its so stupid reccomend him do weightlifting, HE IS A FATASS, weights are for people with BF of around 25% - no matter what you stupid kids who don't know shit about nutrition and medicine besides what you read on the internet .
Dude just do cardio, i mean , running, basket, even tae-bo or any tiresome sport, i dont recommend swimming that much, and you WILL lose muscle because its natural to lose some when you lose lots of fat, so dont do (serious) weightlifting yet or else ull get hungrier / fatter.
Also the muscle youll' be losing it's the one that makes your body able to make a fatshit like you move, so it's no like the end of the world if you lose it,because you can gain some muscle later afteryou lose lots of fat.
Btw NO Hiit or squats, like this retards usually tell, both are advanced exercices for people that is at least a bit athletic, both are dangerous if done alone unless experienced.
