Yesterday I decided that I wanted to loose some weight and get a good fitness. So I started running. Today is my second day. And I've just started out like this: 2 minutes of running. 2 minutes of walking. and so on.
Is this a good way to start? I did it for 30 minutes, and after that I was like "FUCK THIS IS HARD"

Im 140lbs and 5"5 with no fitness at all.

Try to run as much as you can with as little walking in between. If you run a certain distance straight, at most walk half that distance before running again. Use distances instead of time, because time makes it all too easy to flake on your own goals.

1. Fix your diet. Eat healthy, cut down on sugary stuff, sodas etc. One a week, on sundays perhaps, allow yourself to eat whatever you want.

2. Do some light cardio every morning before breakfast. Except sundays.

3. Do HIIT 2 times a week. Not on sundays.

4. Keep at it. If you don't feel like you're dying when you first start out the HIIT, then your doing it wrong. No one said this shit was easy.

Also try to get a little bit of weight training in there. Even if its just lighter weights like 2x a week. Weight training can really boost your metabolism as well as make you sexy like me.

How are you fat? I'm 135 at 5'3", and I'm quite slim. I'm not very muscular since I don't work out, and I have the stamina of an asthmatic because I don't do cardio, but fat? Not that, at least.

it takes a while ~like a month or two to get used to the variation of HIT you're doing, which i assume you're trying to do
