Tanning makes your skin grow older faster, so make sure to use lots of sunscreen, and preferably some sort of moisturizer afterwards. Eating vitamin supplements would be a good idea as well. Or just don't get a tan. Either way, vitamins are essential. Oh, and tuna and chicken are the best forms of meat, so try eating more of those instead of other sorts. Wholegrain pasta, rice, peanut butter is also aight, it has proteins and fats that you need. Eggs are good as well. Try to eat less sugar, and more slow carbon hydrates. (Wholegrain stuff)
