Hi /fit/, im hoping you can help me.

I'm a Male, 5"5 and weigh just over 100 pounds. I eat healthily and do daily exercise, and all my life i've been pretty skinny. I'm pretty sure it's just down to a huge metabolism.

Do you have any particular dieting advice to gain weight, and also make my forearms larger? They're like sticks, despite my work involving heavy, manual labour.

drink lots of milk. full milk you little bitch.

and lots of protein.

Eat a shit ton of protein. Aim to get around 20-25gms each meal, five meals a day.
