See picture for forearm work. Instead use a cinder block, and about a 3 foot string or depending on your height. Reel the thing up and down to work out your forearms. Sure it doesn't seem like much but when you try it your forearms will BURN. The light weight bar you have see if you can use chains on both sides, or if you have bands you can use those. These are great for increasing your max also.
