Total noob here, need some advice on how to get started. I currently weigh 210-220, trying to lose some weight while bulking up a bit, a good balance of both, either or.Last time i worked out i could bench 235, squat 330, and clean was for shame.Legs have never been my strong point, some advice on that would be great too.inb4 fatass and noobcake.
