I've slowly been losing my skinny and need halp figuring out where to start here.I'm thinking the problem is most likely my diet, which usually consists of 700-1500 calories per day, all of which are completely fucking empty from microwave foods/fast food.I'm not a particularly good cook, so this is where I face problems. Are there any really simple healthy foods that I can eat on a daily basis without having to switch much up? Any precautions I need to take weening myself up to a higher daily calorie intake?I rarely drink anything but water and walk regularly, just for the record. I'm about 5'8 and 150 right now, so it's not like I'm in the red or anything, but I don't want to see myself turn fatlus again.

Frozen vegetables. Frozen chicken breasts/tilapia/salmon/a whole bunch of kinds of fish. Frozen fruit. OATZ and brown rice.Thaw and microwave vegetables.Fry chicken/fish in cooking spray, just don't under cook it and you should be all right.Blend the fruit to make a sorbet type thing.Follow the goddamn instructions on the rice and oatmeal.IT IS NOT THAT HARD, GODDAMN.
