Hey /fit/

I'm about 6ft and 266lbs.

I've got like no muscle at all, but i've decided to start changing that. I've cut down on the trash i usually eat and started exercising as of today.

I went for about a 4.6 mile walk today, took me about 40 minutes which i thought was pretty decent for a fatass that hasn't done any exercise for about 8+ years.

Is this true? Or was it a shitty result?


I'm thinking of doing this every day of the week, and throwing in a day where i go swimming aswell.

Good/Bad? Any tips?

Are you sure it was 5 miles? ( I rounded up)

A mile takes a while.
I, personally take about an hour to do a full 5 miles.
Maybe I just think it's long...
