I know that when i was a kid i had an irregular heart beat so i wasn't allowed any food or beverages with caffeine in it for 3-4 years
i drink a cup of coffee a morning nowadays though, i do feel dependent on it though, i won't function without it
wouldn't go as far as saying it kills your body, but its usually mixed with stuff thats horribly bad for you. IE softdrinks and energy drinks
