I've just began swimming like 1-2h three times a week. My problem is that my upper body muscles are weak, 50 year old guys can endure on swimming track longer than i. So, can any of you hint me with some exercises that would strenghten my upper body muscles?

OP: i jog everyday +5 miles and im not fattie. It's just my upper body muscles.

Good to hear! Jogging is the best cardio you can do!

But in regards to the swimming. Try doing some endurance lifting. Lighter weights, more reps.

Also keep at it, the more you swim, the better you'll get at it. Also if you have the money take a swimming course or two. They'll help you with your form so you can get the most out of your time spent swimming.
