Ok, thanks. I'm kind of stuck at a plateau... 5'9-5'10, 149lbs. I'm sloooowly going down... Have some body fat left. I know it's only a number, but I'm trying to get down to 140lbs. Low-carb diet just wasn't the thing for me... It's simply too hard for me, heh.
I have another question... When I look at the nutrition label on a product and it says "Calories from Fat"...what does that mean? Is it actual fat, or what?
