Hello /fit/. I've got a bit of a problem.

I am 18 years old and not very muscular, and i have very little body fat. I have been traning greek/roman wrestling and taekwondo for a couple of years, and my muscles have become more defined, adding to my self-esteem.

However, i am getting quite irritated at my pecs. The whole muscle is somewhat defined and built-up, except for the inner upper part, which is completely flat, even when i flex the muscle (in which case the rest of the muscle get quite pumped). (Of course, this is the case for both the right and the left pec)

Why is this? Is there any exercises i can do to build the whole muscle? Am i doomed?

Pic related, circled area is the previously mentioned flat area.

Here y'go, bud. Every exercise you can do to build that area is listed here:

There absolutely are two different pecs, though they're more "upper and lower" than "inner and outer."

The upper pec, or pec major, is the one this feller's tryin' to build.

Whoops bad wording. I meant you cant target different parts of the pec major muscle.

Like upper lower unner outer etc...

Of course you can work the Pec major and pec minor though. Both are different muscles.

You can't train different areas of the same muscle though.

I'm 18. I'm in a similar situation, I asked mother why my pecs haven't "filled out", and she said it's just genetics. My father's didn't till he was around 20-22, so I'm not expecting mine to until then.
Wait around, don't work excessively on them, keep working out as normal, otherwise you may find one day you have moobs.

It isn't much, but you actually can target 'em in a limited sense. The Clavicular pec (attaches to the clavicle) is specifically hit by the incline bench press. The sternal pec (attaches to sternum) is hit by the more traditional bench press type exercises, of which there are many.

OP here.

Thank you all for the tips. I have once again come to the conclusion that i need to purchase a pair of dumbbells, and will do so as soon as i get money.

You are my savior! That page was really good. Everything i need for now. A hundred internets for you, my friend!

Yeah, i fear it might be genetic, but i hope it's not so bad that my pecs never will fill out. (is it even possible to be that genetically defficient?)
