anti-shoe? Anonymous
oh hai /fit/ :3
femanon here, I was wondering what /fit/ thought about the anti-shoe and if it really was worth looking into.
I have knee issues (dislocated the patella a few months back, had to get surgery to remove bone fragments that were tearing up the cartilage) and I used to run a lot but now it's too uncomfortable. (hence interest in anti-show claiming to ease stress on knee)
I've taken up swimming this summer and it's helping me , but, was wondering what else I could get into for a workout.

I'm 5'5 and weigh 147,used to be 155-160 back when I was 16-17 but swim and dance helped me lose weight and work out my legs. Still feel like fatty though ;__;
The knee thing happened when I fell down the stairs at my sisters work. Had to endure the limp for a month before insurance gave the ok for surgery.

I wish you were castrated.

OP, you should either try those or get used to walking on the pads of your feet and wearing these. contrary to what you'd expect there is a decrease in impact when you do wear them compared to normal shoes.

Fuck, I'm buying the Anti-Shoe. Should help take the stress off my knees as I wait for the tendonitis to heal.
