I don't deprive myself of anything I want. If there's a fatty meal I like, I'll eat it, and make a somewhat conscious effort to work out harder. I would sooner die than cut that shit out entirely.

And yeah, I'm aware that I'll die faster with those foods, but as long as I can look good, I don't care. I don't want to live to be 80 anyway.
