If I took a five year old and made him do Squats until he vomited all over himself, he would be absolutely fine the next day.
It doesn't matter how hard you exert yourself, it matters how much stress you're actually putting your body under.
If you're asking us how much rest YOUR OWN body needs, then you probably aren't advanced enough to need a full week of rest.
Sorry that we can't just spoon feed you knowledge, but everyone's body is different. You gave us absolutely no idea of how much you lift/what type of workouts you do, so how the fuck should we know?
