Hey /fit/ im 245 lbs, and i think im about 5'8 and im not too fat but i have alot of baby fat, which makes me feel uncomfortable, is there any good way to lose baby fat..i mean im 113kg for god sakes and i look fatter then 113kg, what is wrong with me i hardly eat anymore i jog every night wtf is going wrong!

Hardly eating does not = losing weight. If anything you should eat more frequently smaller healthier meals to keep your metabolism up throughout the day, rather than starving yourself and causing your body to immediately store whatever you eventually give it as fat.

Work out first thing in the morning. It starts your day out with heightened metabolism. Follow that up with a balanced breakfast so you have energy to burn with your faster metabolism.
