I want a flat stomach. That's all I want. I don't mind what else happens to my body in the process as long as I get a flat tummy.

Can I achieve it through walking & jogging? I plan to cut butter, milk, cheese and sugar out of my diet largely as these are the worst things I eat. I just want to know if I'm on the right track with this.
