Hey, /fit/, are there any other people who cross country ski on here? If so, wondering if you might be able to give me some possible insight.I've been skiing quite a bit this season and have been having quite a fun time of it (quite excited about the Birkie this weekend). However, as much as I dread this, I know the snow will eventually go away. Now, I normally run, bike, or inline skate in the parts of the year that do not have snow (at least 4-5 times a week, just like skiing). However, I would like to mix some sort of strength building workout into my exercise schedule this upcoming summer.Does anyone have any suggestions or experience with workouts that would be beneficial for cross country skiing and running? I'd like to keep my focus on the endurance sports, but figure it couldn't hurt to build some more strength. Thanks!
