Can you guys critique my diet for the day?
Lean body mass: 201 lbs.
Goal: Weight-loss

I haven't eaten all of the food listed there yet, nor have I done the physical activity. It's just a ball-park based on what I normally do.

Today is a lower-body day and it normally takes me about 40 minutes to complete the workout. Additionally, the 15 minutes on the elliptical will likely end up burning slightly more calories than what I have listed.

The Casein/Whey protein is a late-night thing. Trying to prevent my body from going catabolic while I sleep.

How much fiber do you suppose I should be shooting for?
If I add a fiber supplement to my late-night protein shake I could add 10 grams to the total.

Eat oatmeal first thing in the morning and make sure you use whole grains in your rice and/or sandwiches.
