and just do crunches in the morning or something on off days.
lifting weights wont make you huge and manly, you are a girl, you have a girl body. your muscle is small and compact. more lean weight will burn fat way faster and you will be stronger and look more "toned" you should be using boy weights too, not pink db crap.
