Hey /fit/,
So a couple weeks ago I decided to get my ass in gear and start doing major cardio. I do 5-6 days a week and I'm feeling great so far..

But.. Since I've started I feel like I'm sweating much much more during normal everyday activities. Shit, if I just stand in the sun I start dripping sweat now. Is this normal/expected/healthy?

BTW, I also dropped all sodas a couple weeks ago and drink nothing but large amounts of water.

OP here: The pic isn't me. I sweat mostly from my head and face... It literally starts dripping off of me within minutes...
