I was sick for about a week. Back then I could do 13 minutes of HIIT. I'm pretty sure I could still do 10-11 minutes, but where should I start? I stopped for a week to let my body recover from the sickness, but I don't want to hurt myself by pushing myself to the limit.What's a good amount of time for HIIT? 10 minutes?
