Yo. I asked before and someone mentioned HIIT as a great way to drop body fat. So I looked into and started trying it for the last week.

I run 1 minute at 10mph, then rest 90 seconds at 2.5mph. I repeat this 10-12 times depending on how bad my legs are after the 10th.

Does this sound correct? Or should I switch to a cycle or something?

can't really do hiit on a treadmill. You have to go 100% max effort like you were being chased by cops.
