Yeah. In fact, soda itself isn't as evil as people make them out to be.
1 can of regular soda, but you can drink up to 3 cans of diet soda a day. In fact, I recommend it. Cheat days are meant for getting nutrients from "bad" foods, including soda. But go ahead and drink 3-4 cans of diet soda a day, and it will be alright.
Don't eat fries though. But soda, and other fast food, you can have 2 meals a day.
Also, exercise is overrated. /fit/fags are pretty insecure. Smoking ain't that bad either. Just remember, don't binge, as long as you don't drink more than 4 cans a day, it's cool.
