Hey /fit/I did a thread yesterday but I can't see it anymore. Oh well.My calorie intake should be around 1800, but I really can't go to that. I went yesterday up to 1400, and today again to 1100.My main problem is that whenever I have a high calorie meal, I drastically cut them down for the next meal. I know it is stupid.Also, I really eat of every kind of food. I eat pasta, fruit, eggs, even icecreams. I drink milk, tea and juice. I sometimes eat bread for breakfast, sometimes cereals. Still, my calorie intake is too low, even for being on a weightloss process.What should I do? I even thought about having high calorie snacks but I don't want to fuck this up.
