I'm a mmafag, I'm trying to become more lean usually I lift freeweights 3 times a week, run 4 times a week and do grappling/kickboxing practice 5 days a week but I can't seem to lose some of the excess fat, take into consideration that I'm 5'6 and about 160, my diet is pretty carefully planned out, the only meat I eat is tuna and samon, no empty carbs, no excess sugars, etc..How can I drop weight without serious muscle loss?
Jeez, enjoy your life. Lean beef and white meat chicken have various healthy fats and vitamins that tuna and salmon alone won't provide. You'll never lose that weight without a more properly balanced diet.
