I usually start by fantasizing about something, like rescuing my girlfriend from filthy terrorist scum with my bare hands or some shit like that, and after about 5-10 minutes I sometimes half wake up and realise my fantasy has gone way off track and I'm instead dreaming about not being able to squat the bar at the gym and all the mussle guys laughing at me. Anyway, when the fantasy goes off track I'm usually well on my way to being asleep.

Maths problems make me sleep like a baby. I start calculating how much weight I want to lose by what date and how many pounds per week I'd have to lose, what barbell weights I'd use and what increments to increase them at per week, etc.

Makes me so tired.
