Hey guys, a metabolism related query. I have a LOT of time on my hands, over the next 3/4 weeks I'm on my college end of term break (Im 17, inb4 underage b&) So everyone says 5/6 small meals a day, and I'm wondering if that is the ideal ammount, of if its a number thats better for people working/schooling. So would it be better then to eat say, a grape every 5 minutes? and have no solid large meals?

tl;dr Is eating a grape every 5 minutes for the whole break a good idea?

Depends on your goals. If your goals are to lose weight, then honestly, eating more healthy foods at a constant rate all day would be ideal. Keep in mind that eating six meals per day would put you at a meal every two hours or so. If you're eating a cup of grapes for example, it may take you ten minutes to eat them slowly. So, it's not too much of a stretch if you're bored around the house.
