so I have a goal set in mind i want to be able to be a master of my own body weight.... pullups/dips/push ups/handstands etc what do I do to build up to that level?
I always figured that being able to toss your own body weight around for an extended period of time was the ultimate test of /fit/ness. Like gymnast level of fitness.So I guess if you googled something like "gymnast" workout...that would be a great start.
I'm also trying to fit this type of stuff into my lifting routine.I'm about 200lbs and under 6 feet, I have trouble doing more then 5 reps of anything requiring me to handle my own bodyweight apart from pushups.
