Go outside for a run, fatty. This will accomplish three things. 1) You'll get a healthy tan, 2) You'll lose some weight, and 3) The sun and exercise will make your body want to sleep at night, because of hormones and exhaustion.
And eat something with fiber in it, fatty. I recommend some vegetables and fruits. Lots of color = good for your.
Shit, if I were a gym trainer, that advice would have just cost you $100.
