If not, you can try just holding a weight to your chest, slowing down the eccentrics, lift your feet off the floor and out in front of you... 3. Body should be as straight as possibly. Hand position would depend on your goal abit, but the usual is just slightly wider than shoulder width, and just below shoulder height.
