Hey /fit/ 18 year old male hereI don't know much if not anything about exercise and whatnotAbout two years ago i was diagnosed with Cancer ( no i don't smoke i just have bad luck)anyway i was in the hospital for a little over a month and then home for awhile. After numerous hospital stays and a fungous infection my leg muscles are pretty much gone.I can't even walk 1/2 a mile without my wanting to sit down.So i was wondering what kind of exercises i could do to develop leg muscles.Tl;DR Can someone tell me what kind exercises i can do at home to help me build leg muscles (for walking and running)

Well I don't know what to say but just keep going when your body tells you to stop. Keep making small goals to reach a target, then if you think you can get somewhere make the goal further down, basically challenge yourself.
