Hey /fit I recently changed my diet to be alot less in quantity but also instead of take away every day and drinking soda I now eat something like this and drink ALOT of water. All meals in this order are eaten around 2-2.5 hour intervals from when i wake up and I do not eat anything within 4-5 hours of sleep. Would this cover nutrients be healthy or should I change it up a bit? Also I have started cardio and will be doing weights within the next couple of weeks when i either by some or get a gym memebership <3Breakfast: Bowl of Kellogs All Bran with peach slices, couple of spoons of low fat yoghurt and a little low fat milk.Lunch: Small can of tuna on 2 slices of wholemeal bread sometimes with tomato.Snack: BananaSnack: AppleDinner: Home Cooked meal varies alot but generally less then half the size I used to have OR a can of soup/baked beans if no dinner. Also an orange.Snack: Random fruit

Does fruit = veggie or should I actively try force more veggies in? Btw half my home cooked meals are served with several vegetables.

In that case what veggies can I take to work that I can eat without any real preparation like bananas and apples?
carrots, broccoli, zucchini, summer squash...You could do bite sized carrots with some kind of dip.
Will go shopping this weekend thanks /fit much appreciated.
