If your feet are twisted in like that, then it could just be postural problems rather than horrible bone structure. Have you ever had tests/xrays/etc by a doctor to show that your bones don't grow straight or whatever?

link is to a series of articles on t-nation about postural problems caused by muscle imbalances. If there isn't anything physically wrong with your bones then it should help. Suggest you see a doctor first.
