yeah, cuz you're really going to ruin your healthy lifestyle by eating TURKEY, VEGETABLES, AND GRAINS!!! Unless you eat boston market type fast food shit, you have no reason to deprive yourself

The dessert's killed me.

For dinner I had:

Lots of white turkey meat, green beans+cashew nut stir fry thing, baked carrots, kugel, cranberry-orange sauce, mushroom/asparagus/tomato quiche

For dessert, I had:
Carrot Cake, Pear/Raisin Compote, Gingerbread Cake (all homemade by moi)

Nah, I didn't really overeat - I was within my calorie range. I was so busy though, I didn't really have a big breakfast and lunch, so most of my calories came from dinner. Feels good man.

i fucking overate today. i had a fucking lot of chicken with diet pepsi. i'm ~81kgs and i'm trying to loss weight. i think whatever good i did to myself this week i fucking screwed it up today.
