Hey guys, fatass here. (1m73, 87 kg)

I've been eating healthy for 3 weeks now, running 2 km every night (will do more once my body can take it) and walking another 6ish km everyday between home and work. Also drinking exclusively water (10-15 glasses a day)

And I still haven't noticed even the slightest bit of change on my body. If I keep this up, how much longer will it take before my gut and ass will noticeably shrink in size?

Months. Also, walking is almost useless. Try jogging a little or something.

I sweat like a mofo for hours after running, and since I'm constantly dealing with customers on my job, it's probably not wise to jog to work.

I'm planning to buy a bike. How much faster will it go if I also go ride my bike for an hour or 2 per day?
