good evening /fit/izens. what did you have for breakfast today? or if you had something boring today, what are you going to make tomorrow?

I had about 4oz dry oatz soaked in the fridge overnight in milk and brown sugar with 2 bananas cut up into it. washed down with cold water. picture related, but only because it is delicious and made of oatz.

As do I, I had OATZ with water and a banana mixed in.

1 scoop of green tea powder
1500mg Glucosamine sulphate
5g Creatine
