Ok /fit/ what is the best thing you can do to some regular water packed tuna so it doesn't taste like ass?

I have most of my diet lined up but I need some more protein and I'm not sure what to do with this tuna (the rest of the protein in my diet is mostly chicken so I'm adding in some fish)

Either quit being a pussy and eat that shit or stick with the chicken I don't think it will make much of a difference between the two.

mix it in with brown rice and soy sauce

I'm a decent cook (used to be one for a living) I just have no imagination when it comes to fish, I hate most of it but I figured I'd try to diversify my diet a bit.

Thanks though

Pasta, and some mustard (better than mayo cause it has less calories) and maybe some vegiies, and it really tastes good.

or salsa. if i'm adding some fat, a little grated cheese on top.

take a can of that shit, thoroughly drain it so it as dry as possible, toss it in a small skillet with 5 tbsp of light italian dressing and heat it a bit.

The dressing should be strong enough to mask the taste while only adding about 70ish calories depending on the brand of dressing although that is about 50 fat calories out of the 70.

I usually like the taste of Tuna and its just slightly salty for mine. However, if you really hate yours, add a can or two with Miso Soup (go to an asian supermarket or something) and buy those big bags or whatever of soybean paste.

1. Add a spoon of paste
2. Add hot water
3. Seaweed if you got 'em
4. Add Tuna

Should be easy enough that any tard can do it

salsa or mustard, adds like no calories and a shit load of flavor
