It should be fine. It might be wrinkled on the outside, and the inside might taste powdery, but if you can get past that, you'll be good to go. I've lucked out and had an apple that was in the fridge for two months, was wrinkled, but tasted just fine on the inside.
As long as you don't see any mold on it or anything else, then you should be fine.
