Sup /fit/So I've been on a low calorie diet in my quest for abs for about a month now, and lost 12 pounds, and gained a bit of muscle. Now I hear about this Ketogenic diet, and it seems to suit my goals perfectly. I want to lose my fat fast, so I can then go on a muscle gaining diet. However, this site (http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/sclark91.htm) tells me I need to be eating 4000 calories a day, this sounds of bullshit. I thought I'd ask /fit/
switch from kilograms to poundsfucking dumbass
I did, I weigh 249 at 30% bf
Bump for answers please.
