been working out alot more recently at the gym (weights) and i'm finding that when i awake the following day my muscles are so tight i can't fully extend my legs or arms without cramping, and the feeling continues through out the day... any tricks to keep from this happening?pic unrelated, yet amazing.
stretch after workout, take a recovery shower (hot 3-5 minutes, cold 2-3 minutes repeat as long as you want), massages
is roasted nuts. applying heat chemically changes it. it tastes great but has no vitamins or minerals in it
Stretch, eat protein, and I always take a shot of organic apple cider vinegar.You're going to ache regardless, but it shouldn't be severe.
