Hey /fit/,

I wanna get back into shape for my g/f, and I need a workout schedule I can stick to. I believe I have alot of excess fat, because I sit around all day. I'm hoping to get this blight off of me ASAP...

Heres a description of me:
200 lbs.
6ft.
Call center tech support ;_;
No workout tools (i.e. barbells)

Any suggestions?

run 30-45 mins every day, eat a 1800 calories diet, you might be ok with 1600 cals and DO IT FOR YOURSELF NIGGER.

Pushups, ab crunches, JUMPZ ( THATS FUCKING CORRECT, I JUST SAID JUMPZ, I WANT YOUR FAT ASS TO JUMP 20 TIMES A DAY AS IF YOU WERE PLAYING BASKETBALL ), and take a nice walk ( preferably a long one, i used to walk two bridges in miami beach, its great exercise ). Remember to start slow and work your way up, i.e. i started at 5 pushups a day and now i do 60 a day. Eat healthy and plenty.
Also if you want to burn fat -> COLD WATER NIGGER, DRINK THAT SHAT. Drink it cold, also it has to be water.

Yes, i cannot stress enough how important cold water is.
And ONLY cold water, maybe a can of soda or two a week. A WEEK MOFO! Also, drink it often. Also important, dont diet or eat any low fat crap. Just eat normal food. But probably the most important of my suggestions is : Walking. Thats right. Walk every motherfucking day. Preferably at the same time every day but if you cant do that, any time is fine. You dont even have to jog, just walk. If this is hard, youre either screwed or need a willing friend. If you dont have a friend who'll be available every day at the same time, you can always get a pet. ( I suggest a dog, but ive seen people with cats on leashes. )

Time for a physics lesson there.
Water c = 4200KJ '/kg
4200 kJ = 1 kcal
suppose drinking cold water = water at some 3-4 degrees celcius
optimal inside body temperature = 36.8 degrees celcius
lets presume you will drink 2 litres of cold water throughout the day.
C = t1 - t2 * c * m
C = 36.8-3.5 Celcius * 4200kj/kg * 2kg
C = 279720 kJ
C = 279720 / 4200 = 66.6
You will lose roughly 66.6 kcal of energy for heating the water with your body. not that much i have to say. but still helps.

I guess green tea would be fine, make sure that shit is iced though. As long as its not one of those green teas that are packed with a bunch of other ingredients, it shouldn't be too much worse than water. Actually, green tea would do just great. Especially if its your "soda".

Good tip : Don't stray from the path motherfucker, and by that i mean : Set a schedule, follow said schedule; don't stray. Exercising is a life choice, its not something you do for a month and quit because you have no time or it gets tiring, if you do that you might end up getting worse than you were before.
