Hey fitizens, started exercising at the beginning of October.Weight then was 290ish. Current weight is now 258. Not stopping till I get to 200.I CAN SEE MY PENIS NOW. THANK YOU /FIT/ ^_^

First couple days of dieting, I lost control and started munching on any junk food I found. I felt so fucking terrible after that and haven't strayed from my diet since.
