stronglifts.com is good for beginners, but eventually work out a routine that works for you, when you're more used to your body and using weights.
Ditch the machines, you can never get them adjusted to exactly your body, but with free weights that's not a problem. Try to do several heavy compound excercises rather than excercises that target just one body part (SQUATZ not CURLZ). If you wanna do CURLZ 4 DA GURLZ, do them last, compound excercises come first.
Aim to be in the gym no longer than 45 mins, lurk moar and good luck!
