i've made it my goal to eventually be able to throw some one-arm pushups. i've been working on it very regularly (5x5 routine 5 days a week) for a month or so, but progress is slow (duh).

perhaps i should explain myself: i am a thin guy and an avid runner, as such, strength has never been as important to me as endurance and fitness. but now i guess it is. so...

my question: how long will i have to keep this strength crap up before i realize my totally awesome goal?

One arm pushup is more form than anything.

Spread out your legs, and lean to the arm you're lifting with, congratulations, goal reached
