gaspari nutrition intra-pro is the shit i use. its great.
in the mornings for breakfast my shake consist of 2 scoops double chocolate protein powder, 1 cup water, 1/2 cup ice, either half a banana or 4-5 strawberry's, 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of intestinal clense and 1 tablespoon of colon clense.
the best part about it is that it tastes like a fucking chocolate shake with strawberrys or banana's, you dont even taste the oatmeal or other shit. its great.
