if you want to lose a ridiculous amount of wieght, start drinking water. 8 or 9 liters a day. make sure you get enough salt and electrolytes as well
then, 2 days before the big day, you will stop drinking completely, and spend 3 hours in a sauna
i do that to cut weight for wrestling. 11 pounds gone, no problem. don't get organ damage though !
