Sup /fit/I need some tips on stuff to eat while I'm at work.My job is very physical, I lift 36kg blocks one of top of the other building walls, sometimes upto 1.8meters high. Some weeknights if I feel like it, I do about 50 lifts with 10kg dumbells, and sometimes situps.My arms, chest and shoulders I'm happy with. My legs and thighs are fuckin sweet too, I just have this flabby gut which I wanna get rid of.I think the problem lies in my diet, I have erradicated all sugar from what I drink, I have approx 600mL of Gatorade per day, and about 3L tap water...I don't have a fridge as I'm always outside, so what I can take to eat is limited.My diet during the day10am - can tuna, crackers, small chocolate bar, few handfuls potato chips, banana, apple, orangeComment too long.
