Sup /fit/,running n00b here, just started a few days ago running twice a day for about 20 mins each time. today, I got an awesome pain in my side and stomach I think it was a stitch. anyway I had to keep stopping even though I wasnt out of breath. it was fucking annoying. what exactly is a stitch and what can I do to never get it again....
stretch your diaphragm properly and drink enough water not only straight before, keep hydrated well before you start running
