Hey /fit/. This summer I'm going to start working out. I was wondering if anyone could tell me my body type-- I think it's endomorph but I'm also pretty tall (6'3") and people tell me I'm skinny. (but really I'm just 'skinny fat' or whatevs)Also: Once I start working out those nasty stretch marks are gonna go away, right?Thanks.
Not unless you use something like Vit E oil, bio oil etc

skinny fat.Skinny kid who did too little and got fat.Eat, heavy compound exercises 3 or if you can handle it, 4 times a week, throw in some isolation for arms, forearms and calves, keep eating. sleep 9 hours a night.
