So, /fit/, I started a new diet today. My aim is to totally lay waste to my body fat. I jog and cycle a lot and also pump. I'm not fat, per se, but I could do with losing quite a lot of body fat.My dietary aims are to consume about 1500 calories and 30g fat a day, with atleast 100g protein through shakes and other sources. However, whenever I diet, I have a problem, in that I pay absolutely no attention to my carb/sugar intake. How will excessive carbs affect me? What would be the effect of cutting down?
