Yeah, if this isn't a troll you're kind of ignorant to what will plump you up. Essentially you're eating what, scrambled eggs, the fattest saltiest meat there is, and a bunch of simple carbs in the morning. I mention the morning because you don't need to eat in the morning or alteast that much unless you have a manual labor job. If you do, you should have said so and say what you do there. You eat too many starchy simple carbs and not enough clean meats. Eggs are fine without the yolks or with a single yolk, bacon is not OK at all if you want to lose weight. Use turkey, lean beef, chicken, anything but fucking bacon. If you do have a manual labor job you would benefit more from complex carbs like whole wheat or brown rice. CUT THE STARCH INSERT THE MEAT DRINK MORE WATER, EAT LESS SALT.
