alright /fit/ at the beginning of '08 I could eat a whole large pizza in about ten minutes but now after dieting it takes almost an hour to eat a can of tuna! whats the deal?

About a month or two into the diet I tried a slice of pizza and it was disgusting I can't even stand the taste of anything greasy or generally unhealthy anymore.

after about a month your brain adjusts to less food, and your stomach un-stretches a little bit. I used to be near competition-level speed eating (I'm a former ectomorph, so I had to in order to gain weight), so it bugged the hell out of me for a while. Like I'd take two bites, then suddenly my hunger would get fucking RAVENOUS, it's very strange and primal.

today I've had pasta in restaurant and first time I couldn't finish it. I left much on a plate and felt bad because I don't like wasting food. For some time after meal I felt full so I think I did good think not forcing myself.

I used to do that, i finished full meals in less than half the time it took everyone else. Never even felt like i was going fast, i just went at my regular pace. I take my meals alot slower now to actually savour the taste.
