Protein Sources Anonymous
What are the best sources of protein, /fit/? I'm talking both supplements (like Whey protein) and regular foods, like Turkey and whatever. Pic related.

Turkey and tuna are excellent for the meat portion of your meals.

any kind of non-animal proteins are a BAD sourse of proteins - it might tell you on the box (or something) - contains like 60% protein, and that is true. BUT only 1-5% of those proteins will be absorbed.

On the other hand animal products may have lower amount of protein in them (like cheese) but the absorbancy of those proteins is like 50-70%

We are animals that is why it is much easier for us to absorb proteins that come from animals

p.s same goes for Iron (all that apple/spinach has a lot of iron bullshit)
