I just wanted to share my current split that I'm doing at the moment..it's a very basic push/pull/legs with a big emphasis on moving big weight to burn fat, and fast. I've cut down drastically on drinking (from 10-15 beers a week to 0-2) and fast food which has become a rare treat (or punishment, as I have developed a taste for fresh food)I'm finding that I'm dropping lots of fat around myWednesday - chest/push.
