Hi /fit/, wondering if you could help me out, I've spent the last year and a half in recovery from an operation and I've turned into a fat fuck, no other way to put it. I've been signed off by the docs as fully healed so I've been boxing every morning for the past two weeks to get my fitness back up to what it was and better.

To get to the point, I'm worried about my man tits as I hear stories of them not going away without surgery, is this true? I love working out so putting effort into being rid of them isn't a problem. Right now I'm not too worried as everything is in proportion, but as I tone up around the midriff etc I don't want to look like a 6 foot 1 tranny you know? Any advice /fit/? Thanks in advance.

Pic isn't me, I'm nowhere near as bad as that thank god.

I spent a year and a half recovering from an op, couldn't do anything other than walk for short distances. Couldn't train or play rugby, got a heavy dose of cabin fever being stuck inside all the time. Shit man.

Depends on your age OP. If you're underage b& the increased estrogen from the fat may increase your chances for gynecomastia, but if its only fat you shouldn't have a problem losing the man boob.

I'm 18, and judging purely from the pic on the gynecomastia wiki article I don't seem to have it, mines are have too perky. Thanks.

OP here, it was an absolutely huge pilonidal sinus brought on by a rugby injury. The measurements were 18x3.5x3.5 cm, basically I had the crack of my arse removed.

I'll put it simply and just say that I'm lazy as hell. I hate running for no reason other than I just don't like it. What I need though is to get my run time down in two days. I was wondering if anyone here had any suggestions to help other than go running because I'm already going to be doing that. I know pasta the night before is supposed to help. By the way, this is for an APFT, so i need to get my run time down to 16:30. I'm not that far away, right now, I'm around 18:30.

Pace yourself better, psych yourself out when you get tired, and don't be afraid to push yourself to the point of nausea

16 minutes of hell to feel proud of yourself for a long goddamn time. Remember to get adequate rest too.

That said, you still might not get that 2 minutes off in time...
