dear /fit/ I urgently need your help to keep myself on track.

Story:
I started to aggressively eat healthier and exercise much more at around ~May 08, when I last got off school. Things were going great. I was making steady progress and was loving it.

But now school has started again and I'm a trainwreck. A horrid, horrid schedule (from 7am to 6-7:30pm 5 days a week) is tearing me apart. I don't have enough time to eat diverse meals 5-6 times a day. On top of that, I'm completely drained when I get home. I barely have enough energy to do prep for the next school day (homework, notes, etc). By 9pm I am a fucking corpse lying on my bed.

Help me fit. WTF do I do? I really need to some how boost my daily energy so I can survive my school day and still have time for an hour workout per day at least.

for eating carry a big lunch and just nibble on it through the day. for workout i would say join a fit n rec club at your school but if you dont have any then make some free time in that big schedule and use your school track (every school has one) and go for a run. also get 8 hours of sleep

I'll try the big lunch thing.

As far as the rec club goes, we definitely do have one but I have nothing more than a 1 hour break during my schedule (only one per day!). During that 1 hour I have to usually meet with some group for some assignment, try to eat my lunch, grab books from locker for next class, tackle world hunger and greenhouse gasses etc etc etc.

I think what I might try is to exercise before I goto school. I'll have to wake up earlier than I do now...and it might be a bad idea since I might run out of energy way earlier but I'll try it anyway :'(

That is a cruel-ass schedule

what kind of school is that?

it's an IT school, but I'm doing a business program. They basically cram 4 years worth of courses into 2.

Sunday, make all your meals then. pack them in Tupperware, freeze em, whatever. Then take your meals with you on the go. I got a shitty schedule this semester also. I just replace 2 of my daily meals with protein shakes, and keep one solid meal. Breakfast and dinner I eat at home.

i ran into this problem when i was in school a few years ago and ended up cutting some classes out of the schedule and spreading them out over an additional quarter to give myself a break. still managed to graduate 1 quarter early so maybe that's something to consider
