I'm RUNNING Justin S !amRloVezXM
Anyone got a GIF of proper running technique? I just finished reading a long ass Physics chapter. Or just tell me the basics for what to land on (ball, heel, etc.), I'm pretty sure the rest of my form is correct.

why don' t you go outside and run how it feels natural/ comfortable instead of worrying about stupid shit like that

LURK MOAR FAGGOT. GODDAMMIT. IF YOU WERE LURKING INSTEAD OF READING THAT FUCKING BOOK YOU WOULD HAVE SEEN THIS SAME FUCKING THREAD.

Run on the balls of your feet if you want to prevent shin splints in the longrun.

Hey guys, I'm the OP from the benchpressing thread.

What>>351389says works, but if you want real results listen to>>351424.

You'll find that running on your tip-toes is faster, it'll also work your calves better harder. Do expect blisters though by running like this.

Hello Justin,

This has everything you need. Takes a while to learn but it is a good technique. There is more than one technique to running through, watch an Olympic 100m or 5000m sometime.
