Srsly yeah. I have RSI worst in my wrists, they're my most limiting factor. I've been fighting this for a year with weight lifting. It's worked great for whole upper body (especially arms) but wrists remain my weakest point. Wrists are too weak to do even one exertion the other 95% of the handle many repetitions of sometimes.
It's provided a degree of control in this miserable Anon's life, but it's never going to be "cured".
But why r u so focused on wrists? I'm happy to meet a kindred spirit, but damn, what's ur "story"?
