If I'm sore, should I feel guilty about eating an extra meal (happened by chance kinda)? Or are the extra calories, okay?

Depends. Was it a McFatty burger or a can of tuna? Be sure to stretch when you are sore and drink some sort of recovery drink too. I like to use creatine after lifting to speed up recovery.

Nah, I was at the mall with a friend, and got a big sized Jamba juice because because I wanted some quick fiber. 400 calories though. Not too much, I guess...
