Hey /fit/, how's it going.

I've been doing HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for a while now, usually pretty early in the morning before I eat so I can maximize the amount of calories I burn.

The thing is, starting next term I'm going to have all my classes from 8 in the morning til 12 at noon, and to go to those without having eaten will be suicide. (Probably even worse if I have no food AND have just done HIIT.)

So I'm wondering, what's a healthy way to eat before doing HIIT? I've heard that eating small meals throughout the day helps, but what food? Is there anything that can boost my stamina?

Thanks in advance.

Then eat something after you do HIIT you faggot or eat something before you do HIIT.

This. I ate oats before I did my HIIT last night and I was really energized.

I only had roughly 250kcal from the oatmeal but burned that off and moar from my workout.

Felt good.

Fibre and carbs are good in the morning.
