Ever since I've started to work out I've begun to sweat like crazy, excessively. Is there anyway I could decrease sweating?

I'm usually fine when I'm at home, but when I go out it only takes a couple of minutes before I begin to sweat.

Never apply antiperspirant before doing exercise; it's important to sweat when working out, as a lower skin temperature increases motivation.

Also, sweating is insanely healthy for the skin.

While I am not a doctor, I have a firm belief that sweating is good for you so that you can exchange old and new water without pissing for hours at a time.

Try using some non-comedogenic (won't clog pores) moisturizer and baby powder.

Use the lotion when you dry yourself off from a shower, it helps make sure your skin stays healthy.

Put baby powder on your hand, armpits, crotch, any where you really sweat. It doesn't preven you from sweating per se, but it helps absorb water. Baking soda can also be used. just rub it dry into your skin.

I have sweat hands, constantly, any time i have something important, such as a job interview, baby powder goes on the hands right before. Smells nice, keeps me dry.

also, don't do this if you're planning on working out: deodorant is for AFTER you force yourself to sweat like a pig. put it on AFTER you shower AFTER your workout.

Try sweat gland tampons

It helps if you stick a tampon in your pooper. Seriously. It cut my sweating back quite a bit.
