Hey OP, does everything you eat need to come from McDonalds?
You will be fat for life, just give up. I also doubt you even have the willpower to stop eating shit food.

I wake up and use my teeth to tear off the .5% bodyfat that developed in the night and eat it.

Okay I have a solution. It's up to you to decide whether or not you want to follow it.

I understand you go there because it is convenient for you.
But tomorrow head over to the grocery store, and resist the urge to eat those evil hamburgers.
Then buy some milk and cereal, and spoons if you don't have em.
Also buy stuff like granola bars and yogurt and other things. (Look at the yogurt thread)

Head home and eat your bowl of cereal and feel good about it, applaud yourself.
Eat a healthy snack like yogurt every 2 hours.
Google "Couch to 5k Podcast" click on first link (If you don't have those faggy iPods, you can also download mp3s on his site)
Go run. Feel happy.

If you have a printer, print a huge pictures of motivation. Like cereal or fit looking guys. I cut my addiction to junk food, you can do it too.

Also, I'm here with you. I know you will probably wake up wanting to eat that filthy pile of shit.
Once you get started exercising, you'll like it, knowing that you are working towards getting healthier is a good feeling. (Took me 2 weeks to get addicted to that feeling)
Also if you are too overweight and feel like running might hurt your joints right now. Head over to Wal-mart and buy a cheap bicycle.
I have a Roadmaster Mt. Fury, got it for less than 50 bucks at Wal-mart pretty sturdy too, just the brakes were adjusted to shit (but I fixed that with a wrench).

You can do it. My motivation also came from this movie.

http://youtube.com/watch?v=FMPiKliSaVQ

It's a Korean movie with subs. Wait till end of part 10/start of part 11.

But watching it just for pure /fit/ motivation won't work. Pull out a chair tomorrow, grab a granola bar and just watch it for enjoyment, because I don't guarantee motivation. It's a nice movie.

Fine fine. I didn't post the link first cause I didn't want a large ass link repelling you away by making my post look larger than it is.

Attention /fit/ if you have trouble getting started in running, go to this link and download the podcasts/mp3s. Helped me get started, also don't push yourself too hard if you are starting, just try to get through the whole thing. There have been times when I felt like stopping, but I just slowed down (almost walking speed) and I got through it. It's a victorious feeling when you get through it.

Well it isn't once you get started. Seriously it isn't, seems like you are gettting too overwhelmed by it all. Or you're a troll and I fell to hard for it. W/e.
