Had my surgery almost 1 year ago (at 22), as I tell you I'll have another one when the tit start to look worse (or turn pink, my nipples turned brown again after the surgery).
Actually I think my right tit looks worse than yours. Are your nipples relaxed in the picture? Usually when they are hard they don't look that bad, my right tit looks completely normal when hard.
