A friend said they lived off Kraft dinner for six months. I guess the body is amazing. I believe them in general as daily meal that fills you up, but not exclusively. They hinted they got McIntosh apples every day in the diet too. I didn't ask them in detail, we're not that close.

How the fuck is this possible? In the face of "Essential EFA" supplements and "Vitamins" and "Minerals", jesus it must be magical. Or those words just mean live "longer". I also heard starving Africans can survive eating bark of trees. Jesus to that too.

Any thoughts how the fuck it's possible to live off Kraft for six months? The point was they we're a poor-ass that moved out their parents home in disagreeable circumstances.

You can live of almost anything for 6 months. Good luck not getting a whole host of problems from deficiencies though.

You get carbs and fats from Kraft. You don't get vitamins. Enjoy your scurvy-ridden immunodeficient life.

they we're definitely bitter about the experience in hindsight. I remember some visits to doctors. Nothing ever especially told to be blamed on nutrition. I'm sort of frowned upon spending lots on healthy foods.

I believe he worked in a supermarket nearly full time at the time, while attending highschool minimally to pass. Probably night shift. I suspect there was plenty of opportunity to get discarded, bruised, broken goods from the "hard discount" grocery store. Perhaps not though, but he worked there a good while, a year at least.
