Hey /b/, my lower back strength (and whole back) in general is shitty. I started 5x5 yesterday and the barbell rows kicked my ass. I stressed my lower back, but it should be fine by tomorrow. What are some tips besides always looking up, breathing in when performing a rep, and tightening abs?

do back extensions to build lower back strength... the work on pull ups and as soon as you could do at least 5-8 stick to doing those instead of the rows.
