God, why do i bother? has all my work been for naught?

I dont have access to a gym nearby, so i have to rely on dumbells for any form of lifting. I have been doing normal curls, something small (5kg on each) 15 reps 2 sessions, every morning, evening and night for three months. Even though it is a small amount, i always feel the burn, yet this has done NOTHING to increase my tone or size, it hasnt even gotten much easier.

Surely three months of doing this is going to produce SOME semblance of a result? whats the fucking point of this? am i being a moron somehow? any answers would be appreciated cheers.

First off. Age, height, weight. Goals. Length of time you have been doing this. Routine. Typical breakfast, lunch, dinner, and do you snack?

It's most likely several of the following:

1. You're over-training
2. You're not getting enough protein
3. You're not eating enough of the right food
4. You're not lifting properly (heavy and slow, many sets few reps)

increase the weight you lift every week, see if that helps ^^

It's most likely several of the following:

1)You aren't lifting heavy enough.
2)YOU AREN'T LIFTING HEAVY ENOUGH MOTHERFUCKER IF YOU CAN LIFT IT 15 TIMES IT MEANS IT'S TOO LIGHT I BET YOU CAN LIFT 5 KG FOR AT LEAST 30 REPS, DO BODYWEIGHT STUFF LIKE PUSHUPS, DIAMOND PUSH UPS, SQUATZ WITH NO WEIGHT IF YOU DON'T HAVE WEIGHTS OR JUST GET HEAVIER DUMBELLS YOU DUMBASS

21, 5"10, 154 pounds, muscle before tonage (these things are like sticks) Three months, two sets of 15 repetitions morning, afternoon and night. A lot of the time no breakfast, sometimes weetabix though, for lunch is a sammich/burger/jacket potato or something, dinner varies wildly, but either a pasta/rice dish or takeaway. Yeah i snack.

Diet is the most important aspect of muscle gaining. Eat better. Take supplements if you must.

And dont lift every fucking day. Lift monday, wednesday and friday. If you do the SAME EXACT EXCERSIZE three times a day seven days a week you will get no visable results.
