Hey /fit/.So today was my first day at the gym.A personal trainer helped me out today, and started me off with what I needed to do workout wise, etc.He also helped me out by explaining and telling me what I should be eating in order to get where I want, in a decent timeframe.I'm supposed to be eating 330 calories every 4 hours.I can do that with breakfast, no problem. The rest is confusing to me.What should I eat for my two snacks, lunch and dinner?ANY suggestions would be great, thanks ahead of time /fit/.
Could really use some help here :|

>>367357I just need to know what snacks would equal about 330 calories per meal.Don't just eat snack foods because they're called snacks (dunno if you were planning that or not).
>>367367Yeah, I know. But I was hoping /fit/ had some cool, tasty treats in mind, but I guess the hunt is on, I shall go it alone.
i wanna suggest fruit
Two hardboiled eggs
Oatmeal (like 2 teaspoons) + skim milk + half teaspoon honey should be somewhere close to 300 kcal. It is a good meal: carbs + protein and it is fucking tasty. Add a little bit of cinnamon if you want to.
Tuna. Tuna all the time.
