This is why spices and cooking were invented. (inb4 trolls, it's a figure of speech, fagets)
Chicken is never boring for me. Sometimes I make it with lemon and oregano, other times just salt, pepper, and lemon, and sometimes I'll make some spicy seasoning with chili powder, paprika, cumin, and whatever else I have on hand.
My favourite tuna combos: tuna + salt + pepper + lemon tuna + salt + pepper + lemon + olive oil + diced cabbage tuna + mayo
Replace chicken with turkey and tuna with salmon and it works out the same.
Garlic goes with almost anything that isn't dessert.
EGGS. Try poached, hard-boiled, scrambled, omelettes, deviled, etc. If it's bland, ADD SALSA. Whenever I do them in the microwave I add salsa because it tastes like shit. Try different kinds of omelettes. Ever had a Greek omelette? Fill it up with chopped olives, onions, green peppers, diced or sliced tomatoes, oregano, and crumbled feta cheese. Just watch your cornhole.
Here are scrambled eggs in a way I've never seen before: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dU_B3QNu_Ks
Salads. Mix it up. There are a ton of salads you can make, and tons of dressings you can buy or make yourself.
