>>136142 No, but you need to be very careful not to let your calorie intake drop too low (keep it above 1500 Calories, I tend to keep it closer to 2000 because I burn a lot of Calories throughout the day) or else you'll induce catabolism and lose some serious muscle mass. Creatine helps prevent this to an extent, but your starvation mode is not condusive to building muscle, since muscle requires a higher daily calorie intake to maintain, so your body will drop any excess when it thinks you're going to starve.
