okay /fit/ my training schedule looks like this: monday Arms/chest, Thursday legs, Sunday Stomach/back. Iam 175cm long, weigh 60 kilo, bodyfat 10%. Any suggestions?

Monday - Biceps and back
Thursday - Legs and shoulders
Sunday - Triceps and chest

Do stomach exercises at the end of each workout, finish off with HIIT
