i think i'm weaker this month, due to the fact that i fucking burned myself out last month. had to take sept 30th, oct 1st, oct 2nd, and today only did 60minutes cardio. still don't feel 100% goddamnit

I think eating and sleeping more would help.

If I'm feeling shitty I find a source of meat and fruit in my cafeteria and shove as much as I can fit down my throat then promptly go to sleep. I usually wake up feeling like a million bucks.

i think i was eating too little for the amount of work i was doing, my training was probably burning well over a 1000 calories per day 5-6 days a week and i was only taking in at max 1800 calories. finally caught up to me after about 2 months. now i'm eating a lot more

sleep isn't the problem i get at least 9 hours a night
