I need to learn some cardio and some HIT.
The problem is, the only free time i have is at 2200.... Which means its dark outside.
TL;DR I NEED Some cardio techniques for my room.

Questions, how often should this be done, every 2nd day? 3 days a week? Daily? Should it be done in one continuous circuit until exhaustion and then finish, or a break then start again?
