Hey /fit/. I'm going to be living at a beach house all summer so I'm going to have my shirt off all the time probably. I currently look like the left picture, and I was hoping to get toned up like the guy in the right picture. I don't want to get big and buff though, I want to stay pretty slim.

What do you guys think would be the best route for me? Oh and also, do those 8 minute ab videos on youtube work?

Forgot to mention, I'm able to go to a gym. I found a pretty good deal on a summer membership at a gym in my city.

well no, i just figured there would be two different routes. one route to staying slim and fit, and another route to getting really big and muscular.

Do cardio and bodyweight exercises (pushups/pullups/situps/etc) to stay slim and fit. Do squatz and eat steroids to get XBOX HEUG.
