Doign a gym assignment where I have to make a pt program based on alternative methods of strength training (tires, sleds, body weight exercises...)We need to make programs to work on hypertrophy, strength, and endurance. I am drawing blanks here. Any ideas for exercises or anyone wanting to point me in the right direction? (google thus far hasn't provided much as to specifics)
