What's a good routine for training the left arm as a dominate?
>> Van !!+Cz9q2JiXIs
Do everything equal. Better to not have a preference

use the left arm more

Thats the thing left arm is weaker. Want to train them both to equal. My right is dominate. I want them both to be.

Use dumbbells.

Why is it funny? Sounded like good (and obvious) advice to me.

How did your right arm get stronger? Just reverse it. If you normally grab your drink or a doorknob with your right, try doing it with your left.

If you're lifting trucks with your right, start doing it with the left more. Can't imagine how it wouldn't work.

Seriously, that's all it takes. Why do you think people become efficient at using one hand and inept with the other? You write with your bad hand like a 6 year old because you've used it to write as much as a 6 year old.

Fap only with your left hand.

I figured this out when I really young taking karate. At thirty, I can do almost anything in either hand, save writing. I'm teaching my kids to do the same

Take up bass as a hobby (in addition to lifting or whatever your other hobbies are). You'll gain crazy left arm strength and even crazier left hand strength and inter-finger independence and control, without even really thinking about it.

As a right handed person I've always done that anyways, how else will you use the mouse at the same time?

>>anything save writing
would you recommend any particular things first, since writing appears the last?
