Workout for skinny person Anonymous
Ok so I'm 16 years old (just turned 16 in December) 5'8.5" and I'm 120 pounds (around there)

So basically my problem is I find I have a really fast metabolism and I can't seem to gain muscle. Is there a better way for someone like me to seem more defined looking instead of just skinny looking? Certain workouts/meals etc.

Mainly I want a sexy stomach and some more muscle on my arms as my legs are fine since I'm a good runner and walk every day to and from school for 20 minutes.

If you have a fast metabolism, you can try either doing more sets or longer sets.

Working on muscle tone and definition first requires a bit of muscle, but I guess if you want to just work your stomach, do some pilates or something. There are a lot of soccer workouts that focus on mainly the muscle, and there are a ton of dumbell exercises you can do that'll really give you a trim waistline (weighted situps, oblique workouts, etc)
