Tell me about your soreness (delayed onset soreness after a workout)I'm curious, do you mis/fit/s feel sore after a workout? If yes, where, what intensity and for how long? The next day after a workout, only my pecs are sore, for about two days. What about you?
for some reason never my pecs, only my arms and legs.I only feel really sore when I start a new exercise. For "old" exercises I only get a slight feeling of exhaustion/ tingly sensation.
>>65290Yes, me too, my muscles are shocked when there's a new exercise, but it's only like for the first time.Do you think it's because you don't work your pecs enough?
>>65280Right after a workout? I feel that they've been worked but they don't pain me to flex/move so I wouldn't call it sore. The day after, I usually feel it when flexing, not so much otherwise. It lasts for a couple days.
>>65293no, my pecs are growing and I can bench more.Maybe my arms are still just too weak in comparison to my pecs.
>>65296No, not right after a workout, i rarely feel anything, i need a good night of sleep before. Then tommorow i get a tight feeling, and the good kind of pain when i flex it.
DOS? A little in the legs, but the worst are the pecs. Never sure why.
don't fucking overdo it morons
Man, I did some mean calve (calf? someone clarify this) raises and I couldn't walk right for a week. It was awesome. What was not so awesome was finding out I have to walk home from town (~10km I think) UPHILL, after doing >9000 squats that morning.
>>65316Where in the legs? Quads, Ham, Butt, calves?
I get usually get sore, especially if I haven't been going to the gym regularly.
Never arms.My thighs, back, chest feel really, really good a day or two after working them out. Sore. It feels great, I like to stretch them and hold them in positions while I'm laying down and relaxing and it feels ecstatic.
>>65386i can totally relate to what you say, especially the stretch part mmm...*cums*
