I've been trying to gain weight in general, but ideally muscle of course.I'm 17, 5'11", and about 142 lbs. ive beenlifting weights for about a year, been active in sports all my life.My problem is that im too skinny and lanky. Im decently toned, but not big at all. Also, it doesnt help that i have a 6'3" wingspan that makes me even lankier. my wrists are like sticks.What also pisses me off is that im stronger than most kids that make comments about me being really skinny.PS- i eat 2 eggs and oatmeal for breakfast, a big chicken salad sandwich for lunch, and a varying dinner. I lift every other day with a serving of muscle milk after. any advice on how to bulk up?

They're setting in the fridge, but they residue tastes pretty awesome, and one bar nets you 530 calories.Make these, and eat one after your sandwich. That should help.
You aren't eating enough. Flat out.Make sure you're eating 3000 calories. Since it seems your diet is your problem, actually spend the time calculating your cals and then coming up with a diet that reaches at least 3000.Beyond that, you need more protein. At your height with your lankiness, I'd say at least 170 grams a day of protein.It amazes me how many people on here simply don't eat enough. . . for you skinny fucks looking to bulk you don't even need good calories. Just shit-tons of protein and 3000 cals of whatever.
Take what you eat, and double it.I guarantee you will gain weight

Agree with the dudes about eating more. Thats the first thing. Second is why do you take muscle milk post workout. Get a whey like optimum nutrition 100%, last time i check muscle milk has pretty high fat content which is alright for a meal replacement or nighttime snack, not post workout.
