You burn a shitload of calories till your body saps all stored energy. Man boobs are like the final base of fat. You have to burn everything else till you reach it

What people dont realize is that you cant burn fat off one area by doing that type of exercise. Body fat is lost in a small amount, but all over your body. Therefor, you cant lose a gut by doing all situps and keep your juicy ass, nor can you bench press away your man boobs.

Do high cardio exercises often, get that sweat going until you cant see. Fuck sleep in a garbage bag in sweat pants and a sweater if you have to, just keep that sweat going.

I was just going to ask this. The thing with me is that I lost 80lbs over the last year(fuck yes basketball). Now I'm 6'0" and 190lbs. The only thing left over from my fat days are my man boobs. The problem is that they are perky and don't lay flat. I think I have actual breasts and not manboobs. Shit sucks cause as it stands, my breasts are bigger than my GF's. What do I do!?

Gynecomastia, likely. I too am in a similar situation. Have it checked by your doctor. If it is underlying tissue, have your physician recommend a cosmetic surgeon. Shit won't go away....

This is an extremely easy "problem" to fix. Using your shoulders and upper chest is an extremely fast way to create a base for your fat tissues to flatten out on. Gardening is an amazing example. Major weed pulling may strain the back but done properly a burn will be noticed throughout the shoulder/upper body region. This furthermore leads to good ol' runnin and the gym where you can top off the day with some weight lifting strats like the "fly" and pushups. Benching a lot of weight will not benefit your "boobs'
