When body building.. you build your body the same way a house is built-START FROM THE GROUND UP.
Legs first.. then thighs,, then upper body in general.
Rotate the regimen so that you are working & alternating the muscles being worked out with each set... that way you can work each set of muscles in quick succession.. such as forearms.. biceps,, shoulders, pecs,, abs,, back.. then on to the calves,, thighs and start over..
PRO TIP: the same amount of reps and the same weight each time doesn't help you gain mass.. which you desperately need. Pushing yourself beyond your limits gives you mass.
ie: More weight lifted w/lower reps = mass. Whereas less weight lifted with more reps = tone. Meet somewhere in the middle eventually and you'll be badass looking.
But do not overdo it or you'll look like the guy in the pic, which isn't a good thing.
