I got out of the military in December thinking that I was ready for civilian life. It ended up being harder than I thought. I lived my whole life under the military umbrella and when i got out I couldn't find a job for 5 months and by then it was too late... the bill collectors were after me.The point I'm trying to make is that when i was in I loved to lift. I was around 190lbs when I got out but since I have barely been eating for 5 months I've dropped to 160lbs and have lost a lot of my strength.Has this drastic drop in weight happened to anyone? Any ideas to get back on the horse and pumping iron? (I'm going back into the Army btw)
I suggest getting back on the horse and pumping iron to attain your goal.
What MOS did you have that made it so hard to find a civilian job?
I'm actually in better shape than when I was in the Marine Corps
