MY breakfast consists of two cans of tuna drenched in hot sauce
what do you think?

breakfast = load up carbs.
OATMEAL!
>> Anonymous
Not bad. You might want more carbs in the morning for energy.

Also, eating tuna every day for breakfast gets old very quick. Try mixing it up.

Canned tuna is fine but not everyday (~5 times / week) however canned Salmon has very little mercury so you can eat it daily and more.

What do you guys think about canned chicken breast?

I saw some when I was shopping yesterday and picked up a can, it's water packed and 98% fat free, I hope it's good once I try it because I hate the taste of tuna.

I hate spicy foods and tuna. So my thoughts are that your breakfast must be smelly and disgusting.

Mercury levels are off the charts on those things.

Next time buy the salmon that come in packets.

Here's a quick recipe:

- 1 packet of salmon (4-6 oz.)
- 3 Tbs. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tbs. Jalapeno Mustard
- 1/2 Chopped Onion
- 1 Tbs. Dill Weed

Mix vigorously in a bowl.

Your guide as to how much of what kind of fish to eat.

Some shouldn't be eaten. Some only once a month, some more than others.

Eat wheat.

It's not over hyped. It's true for the most part.

If you want a tuna substitute, go with sardines. They're much lower down on the food chain so they have a lot less contamination. PLUS a shit ton of omega 3 and 6.

Tastes the same. Almost the same price, too.
