protip: to really put the burn on the lower back fats, let your lower back 'round' (curved like a cat, if you will) as you do the reps, this will make sure all teh work is done by your back and will really tone the area nicely.
the more reps you can do the better, just keep doing them forced after you fail, head looking STRAIGHT up (as high as you can) and back as rounded as you can!
