eat 5-6 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. canned fruit and jello with fruit in it does not count. neither does cornbread or any shit like that
start doing cardio 5 times a week. try fast walking for 1 hour. get your heart rate at AT LEAST 120 beats per minute. if you are conditioned somewhat, start running for 30-45 minuntes
devote 2-3 days a week of some type of resistence training. this can be a three day weight training split, calisthenics, circuit training, or whatever. 100 pushup challenge isn't all that well rounded and that should be your goal: gain overall strength, not just one specific type (i.e. endurance from doing 100 pushups)
also, make sure you eat 5-6 small meals a day. you should have some type of protein, carb, and vegetable/fruit with each meal.
also, make sure you stay within a proper calories range. not too little, not too much.
Rule of thumb is you should multiply your body weight by ten and that would be your "maintenence" calorie requirements. if you want to lose weight, subtract 500 calories (or 250 if you are a woman) and eat that many. Example: 200 pound man = 2000 calories. in order to lose weight, he should eat about 1500.
again, these are just generalities. many fit fags will come on here and start throwing arond scientific evidence for why you should run on one toe while eating bannana peels for optimal calorie burn but it's not worth going so extreme. the above guideliness will work.
