hey /fit/, this is the first day of my bulking diet. Been living on 1500 calories for the past 2 weeks while I got my BF% down to 8%. Just wanna get advice on if it's enough or too much so I can change it for tomorrow.Exercise done: 30 minute workout, 50 minute swim (1 mile), 4.5 mile walk (60 min).Eaten: 1.2lbs lean chicken with tomato paste with 4 slices of wheat bread and lettuce/tomato. 2 slices wheat bread with peanut butter. Protein shake.It seems a lot to me and I'm not hungry for the first time in a fortnight. Trying to eat about 3000 calories a day though.
get FitDay or a similar program to count your calories. you're probably not eating enough.
If I'm not eating enough is it OK to just add on a few extra protein shakes during the day? Is there something inherently wrong with drinking protein and energy over eating it?
why would you swim and run if you are trying to gain wight ?
