The other "critique my body" thread motivated me to make one too. I have been doing at/doing below for about a year now.

Height: 6' 5"
Weight: 190lb
Age: 22

Exercise: I go to the gym 3 times a week for about 2 hours and usually go mountain biking 1-2 times a week (went today which is why I have the sunburn in the pictures). I can post my gym workout if requested/needed.

Diet: I try to eat under 2000 calories a day but I have been messing up a lot lately since I am on summer break and currently jobless (thus bored). Friday night is a no rules night. Other than that I try to eat a pretty balanced diet of meat, vegies, carbos, etc. and watch the fat, sugar and calories.

Other: I take a multivitamin everyday. I have considered supplements and/or protein shakes but I've never actually got into any of that. Just trying to eat alright and workout.

I'm relatively happy with where I am. Now to see what you all think....

Mass is easy to get, if you want it. Try the MAX-OT workout, it has everything from nutrition basics to workout routines to lifting techniques.

I have been doing it myself for 8 weeks now (naturally, no roids) and am very happy with my progress so far. I am not a big build, this program works for everybody.

I encourage all who are willing to put in just 40 mins a day, 4-5 days a week to give it a shot. It's your body, your life. Live it well!

No, I don't. Everyone asks me that and I took classes back in Jr.High when I was already close to 6'. Never got good at it.
