Im having some serious mental anger issues.
family won't help to well. And it is involved of more of a Physical matter.

Go to your local martial arts club when you know they are having their "advanced class". Walk straight onto the mat without taking your shoes off and challenge the master/sensei to a fight. If he declines, do not take no for an answer, slap him around in the face and call him derogatory names.
