Right I've suddenly lost a from splitting up with my girlfriend, But I'm going to make this thing positive and work on my figure more, so I'm hoping for actual answers as I've never posted in /fit/
Firstly, no matter what exercise I do or how much I weight or how thin I'm considered to be, I always have some flab on my abs area, is there anything I can do to get rid of it? Its not like a roll, just like some not so tight skin with fat under.
Second,ly are there any effective exercises that I can do to gain well rounded pecs and abs?

tl;dr any exercises i can do at home to improve pecs and abs? Thanks for answers in advance

Core work=back work+ab work

Thanks, I do realize like but you know, i guess i just need to work harder heh, sorry for all my ignorance, how do you lose fat? Like do exercises work in only particular parts of the body or all of it as a whole? I do sprint exercises on bike and running for about 40 minutes

sprinting is great

i'd recommend sprinting on foot though

and if you're truly working at a high enough intensity your workouts won't be anywhere near 40 minutes, you'll be spent after 10-15 min.

also, your diet is just as important as your workouts. Eat clean. Nuts, fruits, chicken, water, etc.
