hi /fit/.

when i bend my knees (for example, when i do squats) they hurt like hell. at about 45 degrees, they feel very bad. Thing is .. i'm 17. This really shouldnt happen. I dont know why, im not fat but i do spend a lot of time sat down. I can feel a sort of niggling pain in the right knee when i run, where it bends.

So /fit/ how can i help myself? should i see a doctor? i've been taking cod liver oil; this feels like it helps. What else can i take? how else can i help myself?

thanks in advance.

Alright, thanks guys. Not sure on 'see a doctor' - would this just be the GP i usually see? my family doctor? (britfag.) Or will i need to go find a special doctor?

Go to the hospital and ask for an endocrinologist. They specialize in this kind of stuff.
