It's true, my gut probably looks off right now due to my general body proportion. But I am working on it. I have a simple weightlifting routine which involves a back (pulling) day, a chest (pushing) day and a leg day. Crunches are done throughout it. I do these in order every other day. Diet is decent too, taking whey supplements to keep up with protein. My meals are usually pretty balanced.
I'm just wondering whether my gains will be affected by my metabolism, how I can go about changing it if it does, etc.
