sup /fit/, almost done with my cut and about to clean bulk for awhile but i have a question regarding itI know I need a calorie surplus to build muscle bigger than it was, but do I just eat calorie maintenance on days off or do I still need a surplus then too? is it like always EAT EAT EAT EAT EAT or just days you lift hard?

Your body is building muscle on the days you're resting, so yes, eat during those periods of time.
