Mixed bag, you're body looks amazing but the weight loss in the face makes you look a bit harsher.

>>146923
Body looks better, and face looks more handsome and manlier.

What is the negative again?
>> Anonymous
I'm looking for people with similar comparison photos. It's always good motivation to see how excersise and dieting have transformed peoples bodies.
>> Anonymous
Face looks *slightly* cracked out, imo. Cheeks are just a little too sunken.

LOSING FAT IS IN NO WAY HARDER THAN BUILDING A DECENT AMOUNT OF STRENGTH AND MUSCLE.

NOT EVEN FUCKING CLOSE.
>> Anonymous
>>147145
>>147074
You're both wrong.

It depends on the person, their build, their genetics, etc.
>> Anonymous
>>147145
Not exactly true. One who is fat is not very motivated and has trouble losing weight because of their lifestyle and lack of knowledge on how to fix themselves. Stuff they see on commercials or magazines doesn't help, and it becomes a challenge. However, if you have good knowledge on how to build muscle, it's really more of a hobby than a task of completely changing your life. Therefore, losing a significant amount of fat weight is harder than gaining muscle weight.

i dont put into consideration that people are stupid and lazy.

from a biological perspective, i am 100% correct.

you basically said, well losing weight is hard if the person doesn't wanna lose weight and they are lazy and stupid, but if you love to lift weights and its your hobby, then building muscle is easier.

wtf?
>> Anonymous
>>147157

no, i am still right.

it doesn't take someone 5 years to lose 50lbs if they know what they are doing

but even if you know what you are doing with weightlifting, its still going to take years to get truly strong. im talking 500lb deadlift 400lb squat 300lb bench
