Yes i do a chest and back day with it (bench and bent over rows) and on tuesday i do military presses and wide grip pulls for shoulders/upperback, but when im doing military presses it seems its working my biceps mmoar than my shoulders/delts, in turn making my biceps look shit. That should clear it up nigger
