Ok /fit/, I have been eating alot of eggs recently. I have about 8 hard bioled eggs a day, as well as a six inch turkey sub.

How is that for losing weight as well as building muscle? eggs have a good amount of protein, I know, and I am working enough to use it, or so I think.

There's nothing there that's horrible on its face, but you need to keep track of your caloric needs and peg your food intake to that.

If it's working then keep it up otherwise get some egg whites use 3 whole eggs and microwave the whites to keep protein up and fat down.

If all you are eating is 8 eggs and a sub for a day, it is not enough. And if you go to a gym then it's even worse you should aim for 1 gram of protein per pound of your body weight.

Get some canned light tuna and salmon (less mercury). invest in Whey protein powder you can get 100% EAS Protein for under $40 for 5 lbs (24 g per serving) from Costco or Optimum nutrition 100% whey online at 1fast400.com or bodybuilding.com.

70% carbs
20% protein
10% fat

Dietary info in a nutshell. Carbs are your power source, protein's mainly your muscle-rebuilder. That many eggs is just going to help clog arteries. Tuna and chicken breasts are far more versatile.
