sup /fit/?

I usually go to the gym at least five days a week, if not six. But tonight I feel really drained and tired.

What harm will it do to miss a night at the gym?

YOU WILL DIE

or you will be fine do you really think missing one day will have any effect.

Your mother will be murdered in front of your eyes and you will be strangled by her intestines.

Do not stop. Just fucking do it, it'll wake you up anyways.

Yeah and this is a good point, but I never sleep properly at night so it actually feels nice to be tired for once.

all that muscle you've built up will disappear

No harm will be done my good sir, resting is also good for your body. When you're resting your muscles will heal etc :)

Remember every rep goes into training. My rule is, if you miss a session, go into the next with twice as much focus. It's so easy to slip up and lose concentration, sometime's it's necessary to miss it every once and a while to know what you're doing.

I'd say go with a rest. A rest is never a bad idea, as long as you don't take too many.

I took a break this past weekend and didn't go to the gym at all. Ate whatever I wanted and got tons of sleep. I went back today completely refreshed, and saw significant gains on all my weight lifting exercises.

I also gained 5lbs. =)
