Month 3

Kind of let down by the lack of physical results, but regardless.

-Now at 248lb (From 274 in march)
-I can run 6 kilometers without stopping.
-Can do HIIT for 3 kilometers
-Noticed incredible improvements in flexibility, balance, and endurance.
-Much much stronger and faster
-More confidence.

There is no longer a fold at the bottom of your stomach. That should be pretty encouraging actually.

Yeah, I'm really trying to focus on the positive, like what I can do now instead of what I look like.

I was going to do one more pic this month of my arms and shoulders while flexing, but I think that would just be gratuitous.

i can see results, very awesome indeed, good job

You look better than you did. Good job seriously. I really think losing the fold at the bottom of your stomach is a great thing. I had one after a 6 month beer binge when my friends and I were all unemployed. Made me depressed. I had to diet and exercise.

What's your diet like? You might want to curb your calorie intake for quicker results ;)

A nice meal plan would be something like this -

A small breakfast: one cup of cereal or a piece of toast with jam and a cup of yogourt or milk

Snack: 150~ calories on whatever you want.

Lunch: One chicken breast or 3-4 oz of lean pork or beef and a generous side of vegetables.

Snack again.

Supper: Same as lunch.

Something like this will literally drop the pounds off in two or three weeks easily. They key is to never go more than 2-3 hours without eating at least a snack. You want a constant intake of low calorie foods all day so your body doesn't feel like it needs to store anything.

You look really thin for weighing 248lb. Are you very tall? I'm 6'1", weighing 231lb from 270lb and I look a lot fatter than you.
>> HairyFatass !DkdcOKkXrI
>>133881
Thats funny, I've been doing almost exactly that.

>>133882
I'm 6'4"

Then you're doing everything right ;) The only suggestion I'd have then is weight lifting. I consider weight lifting to be an excellent way to break down fat if you stack the sets close enough together to keep your heart rate up.

Any snack suggestions?
I know the low fat yogurts I buy are 135 but would like a more diverse range

SPOILERS: Yogurts, even low fat ones, are not as healthy as people make them out to be.

the best low calorie yogurt is Dannon's Light and Fit ones, the purple ones. They're 6 oz, 60 calories, and have 5g of protein. Many delicious flavors, but my favorite is probably vanilla cherry or blackberry.
>> Anonymous
Okay, suggestions for alternatives to yogurts?

I eat those same Dannon Light&Fits for lunch a lot. They have the most yogurt (6oz is a lot) for the least amount of calories (60) on the market today. Get 'em.

Afaik alcohol can (or will) fuck up your metabolism OR change it, I am not sure of that. So I think it MIGHT get in your way.

Intensify and vary your routine (if you're not already)

You're shedding a shitload of weight, focus on keeping that up before you start worrying about physical differences. The lighter you get the harder it is to shift fat and the more noticeable it becomes. I bet once you lose another 15-30lb your change in appearance will be radically apparent.

answer later questions please

A beer contains anywhere from 100-300 calories approx.

So on a night out you consume anywhere from 1000-3000 calories and i havent even taken into account the red square shit.

That beer must have been killing braincells. Alcohol + losing weight DOES NOT WORK. Make a choice, losing weight or getting drunk.

That should put it in perspective for you.

keep posting progress OP, I am always looking forward to your stats, since I started at the same time as you did and have your height.

>>134409
this is not true if you care enough to put in the extra time to burn off more calories than usual so you can have a night or two of drinking. i lost weight and got healthy by stopping everything (soda, processed food, etc) but my beer habit.

There is obvious progress, keep sticking with it though, it's painful and difficult but well worth it.
