What's the harm of not having a..like..set out fitness plan. I mean, I work out at the gym like 4/5 times a week, but don't really have a certain schedule of what exactly I do there. I just pick a muscle group and work it depending on the day. Should I just suck it up and create a schedule?

Do whatever the fuck you want, faggot.
You can write a sentence so i'm sure you can understand why people have schedules.

Do comments like make you feel better about yourself?

I don't use a schedule, and I'm definitely seeing improvements. The key is to push yourself; if you don't focus, you may end up skipping exercises you don't like, or not pushing yourself to your limit.

it depends. if you wanna just tsay in shape then no, you don't need a schedule of exatly what to do every week and every minute.

i make sure i do at least two days a week of weight traning for about 1 hour and i make sure i do 3-4 days of cardio. i stay in shape and im happy

Yeah, I'm just trying to lose about 10 lbs more. Already lost 15 by doing whatever.

It should help you make sure that you're pushing yourself enough (since you have a set number of sets to achieve) and progress will be much easier to notice. Furthermore, having a schedule would ensure that each muscle group gets enough rest (which is extremely important if you're seriously trying hard).

That's just my experience from trying both.
