I've got a small problem and I can't seem to figure out where it's come from. I get spots on my back, mainly upper back. They're kind of like yellowhead spots I guess since I can squeeze them and yellow stuff pops out.

Here's why I can't work out how they're come about:

- I very rarely get them on any other part of my body.
- I have a pretty healthy diet, I get out of the house a least a couple hours every day and do some exercise every few days.
- I wash my back just as thoroughly as the rest of my body daily in the shower.
- I very rarely wear the same top more than once.

Now, can any of you work out where these have come from?

got the same problem here... 22 years old, yet still the occasional problem on my face too. I take great care in eating a balanced healthy diet, under maintenance cals.
I'm clean and healthy, take extra care washing my back and face every day in the shower...
No major breakouts or something. but i'll always have atleast 1 or 2 recent spots on my back, plus a few ones from before that would be healing but they're still red spots you know. And a ton of little scars from this.

Sounds like exactly the same thing to me. I almost forgot to mention, I USED to get them on my upper chest too but they've pretty much completely stopped, now it's just upper back and shoulders.

do you dry your back thoroughly when you get out of the shower? Do you wash your new shirts before younwear them for the first time?

Yes I always dry myself off thoroughly, washing new shirts is a different thing however... I generally don't. Do you really think this could be the reason? I regularly wear new shirts, I mean one or two a month at least.
