I plan on starting to lose weight soon and I need some diet information. Are there any foods that I should look out for that one wouldn't normally think would be detrimental to weight loss?

Check out some more knowledgeable fitness forums to get some basic nutrition info. You'll save a ton of time as opposed to the partial and sometime incorrect info you'll get here.

My tip is that burning calories through cardio AND weight lifting is infinitely better than cutting them.
