How to pick out a good personal trainer? Anonymous
They are all over the gym, but I don't know which one to go for. Just grab one and see how it goes?

ask what them what results you should expect to see. if you can't see shit in roughly 2 sessions, consider something's wrong.

Results in 2 sessions? Unless you mean being sore as hell, one is unlikely to see results in just 2 sessions.

Unless those sessions are, like, 3 weeks long each.

If your goal is fat loss any is probably good. You probably just want one for motivation to get you moving. If your goal is muscle growth then ask what their progression of training is like and if they use deadlifts and other big moves.

TBH, that guy's card is badass, go for that.

Most of the US would demand to see results in 2 seconds. 2 sessions seems almost generous. Ha.
