/fit/ help I'm mid workout and just not feeling massively motivated. How do you give yourself the boost to get it done?

Same here. Though i dont find it boring, its just getting the first 10 minutes done. My motivation is i want to drop the weight and build a bit of stamina before applying to the british army.

Meh, I find going back and forward on the elliptical for 67 minutes everyday boring. But I still do it. The first 45 minutes are hell, in my opinion, but it's all nicely downhill from there.

Mines has a constant squeaking noise so i drown it out with dance music. I love it when i get to about 45 mins with the sweat dripping off my face.
