I promised to post every monday my weight loss and work-out progress.
My goal is to loose 20 kg (45lbs) in 3 months!
So here you can see me (pic).
Last Week I've started with: 81 kg - 179 lbs

Today I'm on: 78 kg - 172 lbs

It's called waterweight, fool. I'm not even OP and I know that. Stick with it long enough, and you only end up putting back on that waterweight after crash dieting, so compensate for that before you stop.

you are on the way to be fucking HOT. but 20kg seems totally overkill. if 4kg is all you've lost in a week, i'd say you need to lose about another 6, 8 tops and you'll be quite my ideal of a nice girl.

on second thought,>>124512is right. even losing 8 kg more is overkill. just harden yourself a little bit (hint: lift for a few weeks) and you'll lose just a bit of fat while adding a bit of muscle, you'll look leaner, you'll feel a lot better and you'll be totally hot (for me, at least)

heavy != fat. as i see it, she can go as low as she wants to feel comfortable. but she has a beautiful body and will obtain an awesome hourglass figure at about 156-160.

i'm in no way a fan of BBW and such, but it would be sad to see all that beauty ruined just for conforming with ideal weight and such crap.

some people (myself) look better when they are 10lbs overweight. if that raises my chances of having some heart disease 1% so be it.

Since one week I do my excercises.
For 1/2h a day I do Sports like: Jogging , Cross Trainer, bicycling
Sometimes I was wearing 2lbs weights.

for minimal 20 minutes a day I do:
Crunches, Press-ups, some leg-exercises and some arm-excersises with 4lbs weights .

I don't think that I'm going to put all weight back, cause the results you can see is from hard work and not from less eating.
I only avoid junk food, sugar, white flour or really greasy food.
And I think that sport is really going to be my daily routine so in my oppinion I'll do sport even if I get my dreamweight.

My Meals are:
Breakfast: 1 Proteinshake and fresh fruits like apples, berrys, oranges

For lunch:
1 big Chickenbreaststeak (steamed) or Tunasteak (steamed) , Prawns etc.
Salad with Tomatos, Couscous, Cucumbers, Onion and calorie reduced Saladsauce
1 big oven potatoe

after 6pm I tried to eat nothing or get some vegetables like green pepper, broccoli and so on.
If I was getting really ravenous appetite to sweets I was drinking Coke light / Zero.

And drinking!! The most important thing! I drink still water.

156-160lbs wouldn't be overweight on me cause I'm 1,76m / 5.8 (sorry if that's wrong) tall.
But I think that I'm not going loose my hourglass figure going under 160 lbs.
I have a real wide pelvis and anatomically I have a hourglass figure anyway.
Don't worry I'm going to be HOTTER than HOT ;)

I'm afraid even 145 lbs wouldn't be quite enough for someone like you. Think about getting down to say, 120 lbs or even 130 and then you might have a nice body. As it is, you're just disgusting.

Good job. As long as you have your drive and determination, those upcoming pounds (non-water weight) will be tough but losable.

Also, you donkey, quit that diet soda nonsense. You already have a diet plan so I won't say anything, but cut that soda shit out.
