I've got a problem that no one else I've met seems to have. The muscles in my lower body are WAY bigger than the ones in my upper body. I don't look proportional at all. I'm about 6-8% body fat and get about 15-20 hours a week of physical activity, so fat clearly isn't the issue. My ass is pretty much rock solid, but it's huge. My thighs are the same way, just enormous, but very tight. This wouldn't be a problem if I had a huge upper body to match, but I don't. My upper body has that toned, lean, wiry look; which, consequently, would look good too if I had the lower body to match. Coupled with my wide ass woman hips it looks pretty shitty, regardless of how good shape I'm in. Most fit guys I see have a wide chest with a thin waist and hips.

These are my measurements:

Chest: 38"
Waist: 29"
Hips: 36.5"

I mean what the fuck, that's like a fucking woman. What the fuck is wrong with me /fit/?

Pic unrelated.

what is your squat, you may just THINK your lower body is huge
>> Anonymous
yeah, i congratulate you on actually doing legs

almost everybody who trains their legs like they should (aside from body builders who force proportions) get huge ass legs

Stop working on your lower body, upper only for a while.

OP here,
My max squat is about 350, about taking it easy on the lower body, it's not that easy. Those 15-20 hours a week, they're all hockey/dryland training for hockey. Taking the leg work out when you're a hockey player isn't exactly the easiest thing to do.
