Good day /fit/

I'm tired of my same old, hum-drum, overweight body. So here's what I ask of you. I want the most intense fitness plan and diet possible, something comparable to that of Navy SEAL training maybe. Keeping in mind, I don't have a lot of money (hope this isn't a problem).

/fit/, turn me into a tank.

with any luck, pic will be related.

Crossfit will break and pwn you. Do it - its great fun, and you never know what the next day will bring.

You may not end up looking like a tank, but you'll be able to smack down those posers in no time. If your looking to Hypertrophy, go do mach. work or other bullshit. If your looking to become a force of nature, Crossfit it up.

If you're just literally overweight, then I'm not going to stop you. Now, if you're morbidly obese I suggest you to take it much slower.

/fit/!

How in the fuck do you aim in a FPS after a workout? If I play a match after I work out I cant aim worth shit. Is there a way to fix this? The only way I can center my aim is my drinking fucking coke. I wish to eliminate this failboat habit.

Help me /fit/ your my only hope.

Random pic is random

You could probably do a navy seal workout without any troubles regardless of your weight, seeing it's designed for americans.

The Navy SEAL workout is intended for those in good enough shape to make it to training to begin with.

I've you're currently overweight and out of shape, it's going to be impossible to do, and will probably do more harm than good. If you set lofty goals you'll just get discouraged and give up.

Seriously, just follow common sense diet routines and try to walk/jog as often as possible. Do as many sit-ups and push-ups as you can.

If anything else, just go to a doctor one time and explain that you can only afford one visit and work out a plan with them. They'll understand.

Yeah, I'm just a little flabby. I like the sound of this CrossFit thing.

i like all those "i'm gonna go HARD at it because i have such a strong WILL and i know i can do everything i put myself to".

and yes, maybe you can do it... the first day. then, you get EPIC DOMS and soreness and can't move properly for a week. and when the pain subsides, all that willingness and motivation has gone down some MMORPG gain.

when everyone tells you to start EASY, it is for a reason

Just so you know, most military training is geared towards cardio. A lot of the stuff we do doesn't really make us "big", that's something most people in the military do on their own time in the gym. The Physical Training we do is mainly running/sprinting/other cardio shit.

So you can do it, just don't expect to be like the Tick if that's all you're doing...
