Hey /fit/ I havent picked up a set of weight's in over a week now. Im just curious how long can my body last before my muscles start breaking down and I become a weed again. I dont want to have wasted 4months of training..

there is no such thing. yes, your muscle mass will drop a little bit and you will gain fat but you can't lose the muscle gains unless you're malnourished.

after one week youll be weak, and after ten days your muscles will start breaking down, because after one week to ten days the body have used or removed the energy depots in your muscles.

feel them, they feel all soft now, not hard and tense.
Energy is gone, and if you wait a lot more you will start breaking down,

ive heard catabolism is 3 times as fast as you can build muscles up, once it starts.

So 4 months work will rougly be gone in 1 month and 10 days
