I challenge that spot reducing is, in fact, possible. For instance, I do a lot of dumbbell curls, and I have almost no fat on my biceps, but I don't do any crunches and I have a thick layer on my stomach.Muscle uses fat for energy once you run out of blood sugar, right? So doesn't it make sense that it would do the least possible work to get that energy? I.E. get it from the fat closest to the muscle in need? Before you all start screaming "TOLL" and "RAGE"; actually consider why you think spot reduction is a myth. Did you get that knowledge from a reputable scientific source or are you just citing common anecdotal knowledge?
>>306244Dude, "Now fuck off, troll.".You were trolling no one.

Ever notice how your main arm looks better than your off arm? Spot reduction is possible to a degree.
