a study about rats: they fed one group the box only, the other group the cereal only, the cardboard-fed group lived longer than the cereal-fed rats! i never felt "healthy" after eating those boxed shit. I'd rather eat cardboard.

i swear to god it's just the taste and convenience that has going for it. it's addicting, just eat natural whole foods. cool some red split lentils for breakfast, have a pinch of salt. takes 5 minutes simmering to get soft. it's high in natural fiber

All right, Honey Nut Cheerios isn't the best for you, but it's moderately healthy and still tastes good. Someone could argue the same for Kashi Golean Crunch as well. It's less healthy than some of the other Kashi cereals, but tastes better.

that grain's been so distorted, i don't want it. eat as whole and unprocessed as possible. it's the honey and chemical reaction to the heat that tastes so good. roasted nuts always are tastier than raw, but they have significantly less vitamins and minerals. they've all been cooked away. ps i wish i knew why roasted nuts taste so much yummier than raw. oh well i'll still eat raw mostly
