this is my ab workout, critique ples

200 straight up and down crunches
200 side to side bicycle crunches
100 leg lifts with back on the ground

this happens twice a week

in addition, i do shit like squatz and deadlifts which help core on my other workout days

crunches i do 25-50 then take a min break or so, totaling up to the 200

Hundreds reps to get something done? Fuck that!!

I do ten roman chair situps holding at least 80 lbs of weight on my chest. I load up an ez curl bar with weight and do it that way.

There are other ab exercises I do, and I follow the same principle on them, too: increase the stress on the muscle so I don't have to do as many reps.
