So, I have access to a dumbbell set and a skip rope, nothing more. Can someone suggest exercises for the whole body? Also, can I do SQUATZ with dumbberlls?

Not OP but is this a good dumbbell bicep exercise?

Taking a weight you can't normally curl with a single hand, helping with the other hand while bringing it up, and trying to slow the decent down as possible? Or can I tear my muscle doing that?

I worked with a bodybuilder friend and a trainer to make it (still not fully complete, need to go through the stretching and the third month and up, but it's a great start).
