Heya /fit/

Bored retail slave here who has realized he wants to do something different.

Navy requires a level 6.1 shuttle run pass. That equals 42 shuttles or a total of 840 meters in 5 minutes 20 seconds.

Only the army requires a completion of push-ups and pull-ups. But I guess I should work on those too - since I'll most likely be doing them during initial training.

Can ya help by making me a good 5am routine?

what is your level of fitness right now? are you a beginner? If you are, a lot of gyms offer group "bootcamp" programs during the summer which usually run about 6 weeks or so around 5/6am and might be a good start off point if you're currently not an olympic athlete. These programs incorporate a lot of calisthenics and cardio and since its with a group (and you paid for it) it might help you stay motivated enough to keep waking up early to do it. It simulates a somewhat more lax bootcamp environment. Not a bad stepping stone if you plan to eventually attend the real deal.

I don't know what you're talking about. My Navy PRT was situps, pushups, and running.

The Army does not have pull ups. Only the Marines do.

You should aim for about 40 push ups in 2 minutes, 60 sit ups in 2 minutes, and a 12 minute 1.5 mile run, at the bare minimum.

Also, you should aim to research things legitimately.

Disregard that, I see now that you're some kind of non-American.
