The only places online where u will get help with flexibility are on cheerleading forums and contortion-fetish sites.

Neither are pleasant.

I will spare you the trouble.

First learn the vinyasa flow. Start with the 'sun salutation'.

Static and dynamic stretching are both encountered in basic ashtanga and vinyasa.

As for isometrics, Hatha yoga and ashtanga yoga are very strong.

When it comes to ballistic stretching, you are a fucking idiot. No one believes in it anymore, and most that are knowledgeable just consider it a way to get hurt. For those of you that dont know, ballistic stretching is 'bouncing' stretching.
