Hey /fit/ I have kind of an unusual question. I'm 5' 10", 20 years old and 284lbs. I'm surprisingly slim for my weight, or at least I don't look like I weigh that much.

Well, my goal is; I want to be a trap. I was curious if /fit/ knew any ways for a guy to develop a more feminine look. I know I'm never gonna be Bridget level, but I'd at least like to not look like a dude in a dress. Are there special exercises I could do? I already practice martial arts, but I go easy on it so I don't buff up or anything.

Any thoughts /fit/?

well, there's always eating lots and lots of soy. I've heard that simulates estrogen. And wait. TWO hundred and eighty four pounds? No typo? Wow, that sounds about what a, well, troll, would weigh.
Honestly at 5'10" and almost three hundo, you can not look slim. Not even a bit.

I think the biggest thing is to lose weight. LOTS of it. The typical (attractive) woman at your height would probably weigh about 150-ish, so you have lots to lose! After that, I'd recommend making sure your bodyfat stays in the 15-20%-ish range and maybe working your lower body to develop a more feminine ass.

I agree with what others have said. Your first step is to LOSE WEIGHT. For now, don't worry about looking like a trap, unless you want to look like a big fat trap, which is pointless.

Just lose lots of weight. Start a healthier diet, drink lots of water, and do LOTS of cardio. Once you are down to a reasonable weight, THEN you can worry about looking like a trap. Don't try and accomplish these two things at once (losing weight and becoming trap-like), because taking things that will promote estrogen or whatever will slow down weight loss.

OP here, yeah I'm super heavy, but honestly don't look it. People always guess about 200 something at most. I just have really dense matter or something. I was hoping that aside form just losing weight there were things I could do to maybe train myself for that look. Should I continue my sword training? I don't want ugly man-shoulders...

1. Lose lots and lots and lots of weight.

2. Start trying to build muscle in areas that are normally big on a woman (ass, thighs)

3. Take some kind of pill or supplement that promotes estrogen.

4. Grow your hair long, take good care of your skin, etc.
