Hi /fit/

Now i'm about to make an important decision in my life : i'm going to lose all my fat.

i'm 18, i'm 265 lbs for 5'10 ... I know, i'm fat that's ok you can troll if you wan't. I'm begening a diet, i eat less than before, i've already loose 11lbs and i'm about to do some fitness and cardio to help :)

So /fit/, does anyone have been in the same situation that i'm ? Do you have suggestions, ideas or else to make this smooth and great ? It would be awesome to share stories etc !

(Ps : Sorry for my bad language, i'm a french talking belgian ;) )

drop your calories intake (hover around 1500-1700 daily), and do much more cardio. I've lost about 2lb a week just doing that, gone down from 224lb to 215lb in about 5 or 6 weeks.

I'm the same height as you and close to your weight (280ish).. and I am in pretty much the exact same situation as you. It's definitely going to be difficult but in the end it will be worth it.

/fit/ has been awesome, it's one of the few boards here where you probably won't get trolled
