Hey /fit/. I've been trying to lose weight for a while now. I started by cutting out all the fast food in my diet, all the red meat, and any bread thats not whole grain. I'm 16 (Underage b&). The past 4-5 weeks I have been exercising and amazingly I've dropped 16 pounds. (260 to 244). The only problem is I cant really notice a difference in weight at all. Esp in my stomach. Besides crunches is their any other exercise I can do to really annihilate stomach fat?

dude, you're fat as hell, its going to take awhile. Just stick with it and eventually you will have at least a resemblance of what you want... it will never be what you want, but it will probably be pretty good. People say i look awesome/askmeforhelp but i still see nothing but imperfections.

you can't target fat in a specific spot through exercise

k, 5'11'' and 244 pounds? depends on your body type but losing 40 pounds won't hurt.

strength training (stronglifts5x5), diet and cardio as well (HIIT) is all you need.

Also reporting for underage b&.
