you're stuck with genetics. your shoulders will stay narrow, but you can add muscle to them to give the illusion of broader shoulders, so look for a bulking plan with a good strength element.
pulling shoulder movements will help with delts, lats, traps etc. but you need balance so do not omit push movements and legs.
good pulls: deadlifts, rows (upright, bent and seated), shrugs, pulldowns, pull ups (overhand or underhand grip), lat raises.
