How 'bout you fucking eat a boatload (fat and protein), and then fucking weight lift enough to "burn" it off?
How 'bout doing non-fucktard workouts? How 'bout putting 100lbs on your bent over bar bell row? How 'bout squatting 2x your bodyweight? (350lbs... to parallel...)
If you can do that, then your arms will also be big. If you cant do it, then you will be small and weak forever.
