Starting jogging Anonymous
So recently I've been cycling a lot (up to around 11 miles a day) for the past fortnight. But now my bike is broken and I'm unable to cycle/too poor to buy a new bike.

I've decided to go jogging instead, my question though is how far is safe/smart? I know jogging is a lot more stressful on your joints than cycling so any advice would be awesome.
I was considering jogging around the local park and back, which is around 3.5miles total, is this too much?

If you're cycling 11miles a day for 2weeks the jog shouldnt be too hard.

It will only affect your joints if you're overweight or have knee problems
