sup /fit/

i have a problem...

I started working out and quickly noticed my right arm is considerably stronger than my left (probably due to many reasons such as masturbation). So much so that my right can actually do 4-5 more reps a set when I curl than my left arm can.

so my question is this: does /fit/ have any strong/fast techniques for catching one arm up to the other? i dont want one arm taking off while the other lags behind

how long have you been lifting? if less than a month then it is mostly likely that you are able to recruit more muscle fibers in your right arm due to muscle memory

aye, thanks to all of you, I will give this a try

Continue with your dumbell curls but take the weaker arm to failure, if the weaker arm hits failure in 5 reps then just do 5 reps with the stronger arm, continue this for a few weeks and your weaker arm will catch up

ARE YOU RIGHT HANDED? THAT'S WHY IT'S STRONGER. YOU FAGS NEED TO STOP ATTRIBUTING THAT SHIT TO FAPPING. RIGHT HANDED PEOPLE USE THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF THEIR BODIES MORE, THEREFORE THOSE SIDES ARE STRONGER.

Crush up rare candies and inject it into your left arm like heroin. Worked for me!

guilty of fapping.

train both sides equally. just don't train the stronger side past that tired point that the weak side gets. the weak side will catch up. well i heard it but my weak side still remains my weak side, if less so.

non-op here. I don't understand how muscle memory applies here. I thought after a prolonged period of non-working out it helps u regain ur lost muscles faster the second time around. but i lazy and tired

obviously simple, you stop when the weak one fails. After a few weeks they should both be equally strong.

You shouldn't be using bars either. Dumbells all the way.

Muscle memory is simply the reinforcing of neural pathways to your muscle through loading and repetition.

Masturbate with your left hand.

I started using my left hand to masturbate a few years back and found that it greatly improved the coordination of the arm. I can write almost as neatly with my left hand now as I could with the right (granted much more slowly) and do other activities just as proficiently with both arms.
