hey /fit/

this link is posted everywhere all the time for teh noobies

http://rapidshare.com/files/121796184/Burn_The_Fat_Feed_The_Muscle_-_Tom_Venuto.rar

i am sort of a n00bie myself, and started reading it. i got done with the goal setting part and it seems to be knowlegeable and helped me so far. my question is this. how helpful is it? how accurate is the information (seems as though there is a lot of conflicting information on the interbutts)? has any other mis/fit/s started as a noob, read and did what the book said, and become a better person after it? what is your experience and thoughts about this book.

Venuto just took all of the information that has been known and perfected for the last fifty years and rolled it into a .pdf

It's all perfect, but he shouldn't get any credit, it's basically a cut and paste job.

Venuto knows so much about nutrition because he has such a big dangling cock, I feel so lucky that he chose me to spread his gospel on /fit/.

The only thing I didn't like about that book is how fiercely he goes against low-carb/ketogenic diets, which have been PROVEN to be the best cutting diets for endomorphs.

Not really. I think, not 100% sure it was his words, but he stated as long as you are healthy and have energy then ketosis isnt a big deal as you could be in ketosis for half of the day, then out of it later. Ketosis is only a problem if its a constant state and you lack energy.
