Jesus OP, you're thinking 6 weeks to seal with a run time like that? I would suggest not volunteering until you're further along with that aspect of the game. Anyways, you need to run long distance, swim like crazy, be able to do gross amounts of pullups, dips, pushups (not bad btw), and ab exercises as well as fuck with the log. You also have to be able to endure the retarded coldness of going from water to not water and learn to fight the current. So...uh...workout plan now...hm.
Well, swimming is swimming and running is running. You will need to swim a good bit, in cammies which is hard as balls if you're not used to it. Find a shit pair of cammies and hop in and for the running you will need to run beyond your current means, so try to get distances runs in as much as possible without it turning into that baby step "oh god im gonna die" panting bullshit, at that point you might as well catch your breath and start running again. If I remember watching that seals indoc, oh ok yeah I found this: http://www.baseops.net/basictraining/navyseals/fitness.html I remembered seeing like a ten mile run but it appears to be 14 miles (and they do time it but it may not be pass/fail, they can only take so many into further training). Like I previous stated....train for a while before wasting your time on the indoc (not to sound like a bitch, i'm sure you can do it eventually but in your current state you would probably go catabolic during the beginning if not get sick as balls and lose weight).
TGU's up overhead strength, pullups, dips, pushups, flutter kicks, all kinds of bullshit ab shit focused on endurance, swimming and running.
