Doctors of /fit/,
For the past three years I've had strange red marks on the palms of my hand, between fingers specifically on the inside of the distal phalanx and proximal phalanx.
After this, they began appearing on my glans/tip of my penis. Then they began to appear on the "ring" of foreskin on the end (I am circumcised).
Lastly, about 2 months ago 3 spots appeared on the anterior of my wrists.
The marks start as small round red spots, then become larger round red spots. Then it turns a sort of orangish yellow color and then they get crusty and disappear. You cannot pop them. There is no discharge. They do not itch. You can definitely feel them, but there is no "center" or "pupil" or "hole" in the middle of them.
These marks tend to stick around for about a month, get sort of "crusty" with dead skin on top of them and then disappear. I've noticed that sometimes they come back in the same spots.

Early on I had cryosurgery for them, which removes them and they don't reappear where it was frozen off. Recently I had a biopsy that yielded that it was an inflammation. My doctor is prescribing topical steroids and forcing me off my allergy medications.

Does anyone else have any ideas? I have no other known conditions. I have been taking Zyrtek for 4 months, before that I took claratin D for a year. I eat a rather healthy diet, am young, and am not overweight. I am a male Caucasian.

Attached is a photograph of one of the newer spots (1.5 weeks old) on my palm, just below my thumb.

Same spot.

It's definitely not ring worm.
I wonder if something could be biting you, like a bed bug or something.
It could also be allergies. You said you take allergy medications. Maybe they are a side effect of the medications, or a symptom that slips past them.

Already done, as stated in my original post.

Lab showed it was autoimmune inflammation, as I said. There were no fungi, bacteria, or virii present.

As stated this has been going on for at least 2 years and I only started Zyrtec 4 months ago. Also, I live in Memphis. My mattress is also clean. I've never had an issue with bedbugs, nor have my parents (the previous owners of my mattress).

Oh and if you were referring to a general blood work-up I've had three of those since these symptoms appeared.

I have no idea what's wrong with you, OP but I feel for you. For unknown reasons this odd red mark appeared on my middle finger and it didn't itch or bother me but it was dry and well, noticeable because of the color. Over a week or so, it had spread down my hand and started to wrap around my wrist in a freakish line. Thankfully, it eventually disappeared but yeah I wonder what the fuck this shit is.
