Fitness plan for any fatass Anonymous
I HAVE INVENTED A GREAT WORKOUT PLAN.

Every time I masturbated, I did 10 push ups or 10 situps.
Every time I went back on to 4chan, I did 10 push ups or 10 situps.

That's it. No running, no lifting weights, just that. I followed my plan for a month now and have seen some results. Not incredibly huge results but I noticed I can do 30 push ups and 10 situps easily and not wheeze when I walk up 2 flights of stairs.

To step it up a little, I put down the mountain dew and picked up a glass of water/milk/orange juice and stopped stuffing my mouth with cheetos and ate peanuts or fruit chips. But you don't have to do this part if you don't want to.

try it out guys. I guarantee it will show some results. especially the masturbating and 4chan part.
