Well, for the time being try smart snacking, i.e. a carrot or something a few times a day. Not much, but it'll get you in the habit of eating more regularly, as well as being something healthy. Eventually you'd want to work up to a level in which you can have two small meals a day and still be ok, you have to ease yourself into it very carefully. If you can afford to, I highly recommend consulting a reputable dietician who can help you plan how to go about fixing your metabolism without risk of either ballooning or starving. good luck
