Hi /fit/, I'm looking for a Day to day Diet plan (For example:"On day one eat ___ for meal 1 .. Meal 4 should be ___) Because I have enough self control to basically live on bread and water, if I am told to do so, but without a good plan I start eating shit. I'm 292 6'9 and I'm a vegetarian. I don't mind paying for it either because I think my diet is my weakest point. I do 30 minutes of light cardio 5 days a week, and I do this guys plan (No idea if he is some sadistic quack who likes wasting peoples time giving them the worst exercise plans ever) http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/belfert_bmt8.htm.

Last bump for the night, Sorry if I made a stupid post guys. I'm Just kind of Uneducated on fitness, and I know I have the discipline for a completly controlled diet, I just lack the self motivation to do a shitload of Fiber weighing and whatnot. I leave you with my favorite desktop.
