well, definition is a direct result from losing fat more or less. In my opinion you should either go lifting 3 days / week (provided you have a good workout plan, like the 5x5) or go do cardio 4 days / week. Not both, you will burn out way too soon. As fo a diet its pretty simple, stop drinking anything that contains sugar and only drink alcohol once a week or so. As for the rest have a cal deficit of 500 each day (you'll find it alot easier when your not drinking sweetened piss every day). Avoiding processed also helps..
