Ok /fit/ here's the deal, I normally work out 4-5 times and do cardio 6 times a week. Last week I got a cold and missed a few days of working out and only ran once.I'm not too worried about just missing out on one week, but the problem is, I'm finding it hard to motivate myself now that I feel better. I missed working out and running on Tuesday for no better reason than to drink beer with friends. Then yesterday I didn't run, and today I'm not going to be able to because my friend is getting married. So any good words of advice to get motivated would be greatly appreciated.I'll most likely motivate myself eventually, and I am slightly overweight and all this cardio and weight lifting has really helped me get in shape (used to be big fat fatty mcbutterpants).tl;dr - motivate me to stay with my lifting/cardio regime
just remind yourslef how good it feels to get home from a cardio, take a shower, get insome comfortable clothes and RELAX
