Cycling four miles in thirty minutes, is this good? [y/n]
Pic tangentially related.

Good is relative.

In terms of fitness, this was probably good.

In terms of any form of competition or definition of fast, I would say nein.

8 miles an hour is not impressive.
Make it 20 miles and we are getting somewhere.

6'2" and 330 pounds. I'm cycling to and from work every Friday. June I'll be doing it on Thursdays and Fridays and by July I'll do it W,Th,F every other week and doing Thursday and Friday the remainder. By August I hope to be riding to work three days a week and working up to four days a week.

Yeah I'm a fat fuck still (working on it) but I do 10 miles in under 30. However I might as well ask here rather than make a new thread-

My current cycling is leaving me unsatisfied- do I increase the distance, time, or the stress of the workout (i.e. should I try going up hills n shit)?
