Hey /fit/. I am 20 years old, and quite a bit overweight. I am 5' 10'' and 250lbs. I've been on a good diet and exercise and have lost a few but I'm having some back problems from being sedentary. My lower back has gotten very weak, and it has made the curve in my lower spine more pronounced. What would you recommend i do to strengthen my lower back and fix my weird posture?

I'm 20, 5'10" and used to weigh 260, now weigh 225. To help fix that, although I only experienced a bit of what you're talking about; I got a job where you stand 8 hours every day. The first 2 weeks were hell, but after that I had no problems with any sort of back issues unless I'm in an uncomfortable chair playing computer games for 4 hours straight. I'm assuming that my body just naturalized itself having to stand for such long periods of time.

Other suggestion: pull your car seat upright more, and adjust your mirrors that you have to have good posture to look out of them correctly.

Um, if you play computer games a lot, you might want to either stop that, or invest in a small chair.
