Sup /fit/.

Come September, my bud' and I are going to have free, unrestricted access to our university gym and weightroom and have time to hit it 2 or 3 times a week max. I want to really focus on my upper body, but I've only ever experienced rather poor results in the past.

I want to level out my body a bit - my legs and core muscles dwarf my upper body quite a bit. Can anyone offer any routine advice? Dietary or Supplementary advice? Is a regular school-year a reasonable timeframe for visible results?

Advice greatly appreciated.

Future OP here

Your going to school, eat, drink, play video games and get rejected by girls while thinking you can take fitnesses seriously but in the end you just give up within the first mouth and become just another fat fuck that says and never does.

Just thought you should know past me.

I practice Aikido for 6-8 hours a week, and our style lends itself to a great Core and Leg exercise, but it leaves out arms, which just amplifies my problem.

Also, being a hobbyist soccer player isn't helping either : /

All the martial arts/soccer in the world STILL isn't a squat.

Fair Enough.

Now then; does anyone Else have any advice or should I try lurking elsewhere?
