Eat six times a day, eat 3 normal meals (normal for you), eat three large snacks. Snacks should be healthy, easy ways to do this is get yogurt or chocolate milk chugs (normal milk is fine too but harder to drink daily), also try tuna they make snack packs now but do not eat too much because of mercury, instant oatmeal also works. Should be combined with exercise, a little cardio, a lot of weight lifting, cut cardio if you still can't gain.
