Hey /fit/
I am 5'8'' 160lbs. I am not trying to bulk up, get toned, or anything muscular wise. I am just looking to drop about 10-20lbs. What is a good daily routine that doesn't include going to the gym or buying exercise equipment (so I would be sticking to running, sit-ups, push-ups, ect).

Run 30 min. every other day. Eat less, Find some online thing that will tell your how many calories to eat to lose 2 pounds or so a week.

HIIT.

If losing weight is your goal, thats the only thing you need to do.

Pull ups (wide grip and narrow grip)
Chin ups (wide grip and narrow grip)
Push up (wide grip and narrow grip)
Dips
Squats
Crunches
Running.

Look here:

for an idea of how many sets/reps of these things to do.

Thats about as good a workout as you can get without eqipment.

But if you just want to lose weight and not build muscle(fuck if I know why anyone would) then you'll have better luck just doing excessive amounts of cardio. The only thing that matters for losing weight is calories burned and cardio burns the most.

Diet is probably more important than exercise in this case. Stop eating like a fatty. Soda is bad for you.
