Ok /fit/, I've maintained this healthy lifestyle for a good while now. All starches I eat are unrefined, so it's all basically delicious brown bread, rice, etc. I keep corn syrup or HFCS as low as possible (gummy bear every now and then or something). I always have loved all kinds of meat, but I'm careful that I don't eat fatty parts if I find it in my dinner or something. I take in maybe 200 empty calories at the very most a day. I go to the gym three-four times a week for 30-45 minutes of cardio, and then some nice lifting stuff. I have a cheat meal once a week, and I usually save them if I'm having a casual meal with someone or with family.

But, I was thinking. Is there any way I can find old refined starches I used to love eating? You know... Croissants, French baguettes, just about any specialty bread outside of just square bread? Is there a special store that sells whole grain versions of them? I really miss them so much... ;_;
