I'm a weak shit, I started an endurence training because I feel that I tire out within the day too easily.

Current stats:
14 pushups,
26 squats,
22 crunches,
0 good form - 2 not good form pullups,
19 min run.

By next year september first (Goal)
75-100 pushups,
100-150 squats,
75-100 crunches,
12-25 pullups,
1 hour run.

>*shouldn't exercise the same day

Damn I made a shit load of typos, damn at writing in the early morning.

you're tired because you move around great quantities of weight with your body. focus on loosing weight with cardio.

I just started the plan at hundredpushups.com yesterday, it says you can make that goal in 6-8 weeks

I already changed my eating habits and I already slowly lost 20 pounds or so. I know that I tire out because I'm fat, but I want to increase the amount of energy I can expend regardless whether I'll skin down or not.

So, can anyone here give an answer to the questions?

you're probably tired because of your diet. Exercise in the morning, eat a big breakfast, eat big meals. happy happy fun time all day long.

That's kind of of a problem, I'm bad whats concerns early rising and motivation. I'm far more systematic / Motivated when I do my exercise routine at 9-10pm then at 8-9am

To help with metabolism, eat smaller, lighter meals frequently. Also, don't eat too much pastry/bread/high carb food. Remember, your body stores extra carbs as body fat.

Do plenty of cardio to help lose most of your weight.

>>240582awesome, I'm trying this!

People seem to misunderstand the meaning of this topic.

I have a successful way of losing the weight and the weight itself isn't really a big issue to me. What I want from this topic are suggestions or answers to the questions about getting stronger.

I know what you mean, my biggest issue is getting out of bed early. I've recently found that having fewer blankets makes the bed a little less inviting and cozy, making your life easier in the morning.

7? whoa man, WAY too early for me. my workouts start at 7:30. fucking need that sleep.

>>240625
eat 5-8 meals a day at 3500-4500/day @ 40/40/20 protein/carbs/fat, lift heavy every fucking day, workout 4 days a week, run 2 days a week, 1 day of rest. Find a spotter, someone to go with and help you out as you help him out. Focus, and learn to love, the main lifts: Bench, Squat, Deadlift. Shoot for 5-8 reps per exercise, 3-4 sets per lift, and learn how to push yourself (this is the most important part. Most people wouldn't know effort if it swam up their penis and started laying eggs).

My split last semester, worked well for me, although i'm more ecto/meso, while you sound more endo/meso, take it or leave it:
Monday - Arms
Tuesday - Legs
Wed - rest
Thurs - Chest
Fri - Back
Sat - Mix/match crossfit exercise, for example a murph or something (cardio here). Shoulders.
Sun - Cardio

NEVER go light. Go heavy, you cannot stimulate muscular hypertrophy by being a pansy ass faggot.

Your goal sounds fitness oriented, yes, but you said you want to gain 'strength.' Since strength is more or less synonymous with size in just about every hyooman on the fucking planet, i suggest getting a gym membership.

>I'm not interested in bulking up and I'm only doing bodyweight exercises
bad choice, but to each his own. i think your timelline needs some MAJOR revising though You should be able to do that (based on your initial stats) by the end of september THIS year.
