So I just came up with a work out routine I think I like. I several compound exercises for every day, but a few semi-isolation mixed in.
Monday--Arms/Chest
Tuesday--HIIT/Muay Thai
Wed--Legs
Thurs--Rest
Fri--Shoulders/Back
Sat--Muay Thai/Long Distance Run
Sun--Yoga/HIIT
The problem is, a lot of the things I have put down are new for me, like Goodmornings and dumb-bell kick-backs. I think I can do it though. /fit/ has been motivating me for months now.
What does /fit/ think? Also, any workouts that you deem necessary for each day? I already have squats and deadlifts.

Kick backs are for pussies. Good mornings are great just don't overdo them. Push hard on compounds and you won't need isolations. Do supplementary not isolations. Supplementary exercises add to lifts not to muscles. Like dips, pullups, good mornings, glute ham raises, shit like that are supplementary. Tuesday is too close to leg day, you won't get max strength because you will be recovering from HIIT. Bruce Lee style your routine, hack away the unessential. Mastering the basics is what makes you elite. JMO.

Well I will definitely work in glute ham raises into my routine. What if switched Legs and Shoulder/Back? Thursdays are a no go for me.
Thanks for the input.

That's probably your best bet without altering much. You can use the slower paced run for recovery and to loosen up all tight muscles from fri.
