you can get a complete workout with nothing. you won't get huge though, but who the hell wants to look like those piles of grotesque muscle that you see posted on here so much?

If you have a bench you can do pretty much anything upper body related.

Without a bench 3/4?

You don't really need weights for core exercises

You can't really do a ton of dumbbell stuff with your legs.

Your whole upper body, and maybe your legs a little if you do lunges / dumbell squats.

Pistol Squatz and 1 arm snatches would do nicely.

Back would be difficult with cables, but you've still got your incline rows and deadlifts. Don't except to get much in the way of front delts or lats though.
