Good daily workout Anonymous
Hey /fit/ what I'm 17 5'4" and 142lbs (underageb& i know)
I'm currently in a high school marching band so i get a modicum of exercise regularly. But after a summer of loafing around I'm feeling a little larger than i want to be (i'd like have a nicely toned core) so what do you recommend for a daily workout for either when i get up or before i go to bed
