So I only have 2 3lbs dumbbells, 2 6lbs dumbbells, and 2 20lbs dumbbells. Doing curls, my right hand can do several sets of 10 reps with the 20lbs dumbbell. My left hand can barely do a single rep. Assuming I have no access to a gym and only these weights, what.can I do with my left arm so it could catch up with my right?

Op here. Am I screwed?

start fapping with your left hand, its the only option for such a weenee arm

How the fuck is this even possible?

You just need to bridge the gap between 6 and 20 on your left arm. Go out and buy a 10 or 15 pound dumbbell since the gap is too large for you to just start at 20 it seems...

So I got the 20lbs dumbbell and decided to use two hands. I did curls with the dumbbell on my left side and did most of the lifting with the left arm, but I also used my right arm to take off some of the strain. After one set, my left arm definately felt like it had a decent work out. Is this a bad idea?

It's not totally a bad idea, but it's definitely not a good one either. Anon above is right in the fact that you have too big a strength gap between your arm to do 20lbs, so the part about getting 10-15lb dumbbells is a good idea, then you're able to do both arms at the same time.
If you're eating proper foods after you workout then your arms will eventually even out in strength. After they're able to do the same amount of weight, then you can start raising the weight.

A good idea would be to get a standard curl bar, end clamps(to keep weights from sliding off while in use), and buy a few pairs of weight plates. You'll be able to use this bar to work out your biceps, triceps, shoulders and forearms, AND you won't have to worry too much about getting unbalanced arms, as your arms are forced to work together to keep the bar straight anyways. It's a good idea, if you have the cash to spare.
