dunno about the revolution, but the traditional bowflex won't cut it if you're a heavy lifter. And by heavy lifter, I mean if you can bench 135. Because if you can, the bowflex won't go as heavy as you need it too for complex lifts (bench, etc). Not to mention it wont even work for legs. instead, get a set of power blocks and a bench. powerblock.com
