I've only just started going to the gym and because my body looks sort of fit already i had to do everything on bloody hard.Rowing machine on high for 10 mins20 pushups and 30 situps(No idea what the hell it's called) lifting the small 8k weights 16 times twice then doing steps with the same weights 16 times twice.Then a half a mile run on full resistance.Only problem is that my mouth is always dry even when i drink water constantly.

Pushups are like Pullups are like Crunches. Everyone starts out sucky. Only way to get better is to just do them and push yourself.

Don't do exercises to failure.Always leave one or two reps "in the chamber".Going to failure only slows your strength building.
