Good evening /fit/, I come with a question. Whats the best way to look ripped, but not too gain alot of inches in alot of sides.

The sexiest body I can think of is small but looks ripped. Like really ripped.

Same dude, currently my training involves alot of lifting and I do sets of 4*12-15

Weight lift for strength (4-6 reps per set) then lower your body fat % through diet and cardio

Put on muscle, then 'cut' and remove any excess fat to make them look defined. If you find you put on too much muscle (yeah fucking right.) then just do light workouts while keeping the cardio the same and they'll fix themselves.

Look at runners, slim, usually defined, etc.

Gain muscle (and some fat) for 4 months then do cardio and diet for next 4 to get rid of fat.

No, I'm not xbox hueg, i just want to love myself even more, and a highly toned body thats not like 5meters in every way is just fucking hawt.

Also, by setting a limit for muscle size, do I really set the limit for my strengh as well?
