Soup /fit/, help me out with something:

So like most of you, I start my morning out with 2-3 eggs and turkey bacon. I put all of my meals into thedailyplate.com. After breakfast, unless I was to eat salad the rest of the day, my Cholesterol is going off the chart.

1. Is thedailyplate mere faggotry?
2. Eggs for bkfast can't be that bad, amirite?
3. What else would ya'll recommend for the rest of the day (inb4 tuna and whey, doing that already)

I'm 26, male, 5'6" and 210 (i know i'm a tubby fucker). My goal is at least 150. Discuss.
