ever since i started eating a ton of protein my shit has turned more orangeish. is this normal?

Any time your piss turns a different color (brown from billiruben or green from too much creatine) or your shit turns a different color, there is usually a problem with your LIVER.

Now eating too much protein has detrimental effects on the liver....but you have to be eating a kilo of fucking protein for shit to hit the fan.

Are you actually working out too? How much protein are you consuming?

i would say only about 100g per day which is substantially less than the recommended intake per day based on how much i weigh (180lbs, 6'2"). i do 45-1hr of weights 4 times a week, 2 days light cardio. i feel great otherwise, and have been shitting regularly and my piss is usually relatively clear.. just wondering about my poop.

If anything you should be eating MORE protein.

"Relatively" clear piss is what you want.

The shit might be a liver problem....or....there could be blood in your shit which gives it a reddish orangish tint.

Since its not your protein intake (you should actually be eating MORE), see a doctor.
