I need help. I am 6'0 and 285lbs. I walk alot, eat mostly baked or grilled chicken and brown rice for lunch and dinner and I usually don't eat breakfast.

I walk for at least 30 minutes every other day but I can't lose weight,

Are there any weight loss pills that I can take, or better yet any other excersizes that I can o without going to a gym. (I can't afford it)

Keep walking/jogging/running and eating healthy foods. You will lose weight over time.

HIIT.

Walking isn't really much exercise unless you're a blimp.

HIIT requires no tools. If you want to get all fancy, you can get a jump-rope.

1.) steal a bike
2.) ride said bike
3.) ????
4.) walk moar.

30 minutes every other day is nothing.

eat breakfast. seriously. OATZ. Also eat fruit and shit, is chicken and rice all you really eat?

Might want to drop the rice for a while and make sure you are counting calories right. Maybe up the amount of time you walk or try jogging.

But, yeah, just keep doing it. It usually takes a long time to get that heavy and it will take a long time to lose it, too. Persevere!

rice is really fucking heavy shit and btw just try to eat half of what you usually do you fat fuck

Google it for more specific info.

The basics of HIIT are within the name itself.

High Intensity Interval Training.

Basically, instead of elevating your heart rate to a moderately high level (like a jog or brisk walk in your case) for an extended amount of time, in HIIT you push your heart rate to near maximum level by doing something like sprinting. You then cash your breath by doing a much easier exercise and once you are able, do the maximum effort exercise. You do this for about 10-15 minutes and get an equivalent workout of jogging for 1+ hours. More than that, you build muscle and strength, which boosts your metabolism and causes you to burn more calories in general.

What exercises you should use come down to what you are capable of doing. I run up a dirt hill. and then walk back down. Continuing to do this until I can no longer make it up the hill, which sometimes leads to me puking all over.

You'll feel wiped out for a couple hours and you might feel like you're gonna explode . . . but it allows you to burn a shit ton of calories, raise your metabolism and build muscle with about 30-45 minutes of exercise a week.

Add in weight training and a high protein diet and you'll shred that fat off.

four inches shorter than me, eighty five pounds heavier.
Eat breakfast, don't eat dinner, I don't care if you're hungry, drink some water and get over it. a major part of your problem, as I see it, is your choice of mealtimes and your complete lack of exercise. I walk for at least thirty minutes just pacing around my small apartment, that isn't shit. (To be blunt)
Start getting outside and walking, during daylight hours to avoid being a target. HIIT is a beautiful idea, I used to do it, inadvertantly, and I'm gonna be starting again pretty soon. My personal thing is doing crunches, pushups, and biking everywhere instead of driving.
Try that.
