I need some information /fit/
Commercials tell me that Kraft Dinner is full of good healthy nutrition, but I remember the health lady in high school saying it was terrible for you.
If I want to be healthy should I stop eating Kraft dinner for lunch?

KD is fine for lunch if you don't mind FAT + CARBS. Your primary problem will be that it is disproportionately low in protein; this is made worse if you put in a fair amount of butter. I honestly don't think a normal person would have any problems eating it once a day.

Thanks! Maybe I'll try putting some eggs in it for protein...

another problem is that it is processed pasta and cheese, meaning that even if vitamins are added, they are not easily absorbed, so it essentially is a bunch of empty calories. If you are trying to lose weight, quit eating it. If you are maintaining what you have or gaining, then no worries, but eggs would help.
