my 1rm bench press is >100% of my 1rm squat. Thoughts?

You're a pussy who only works out his upper body?

I think we're in different parts of the same boat sir.

My legs never seemed to progress as well as my upper body, even when I was dedicating near even amounbts of time to each.

You may have been dedicating similar amounts of time, but obviously you were doing stupid things for your lower body.

There is no way your body is so fucked up that your bench is double your squat.

It actually makes it worse that you spent the same amount of time, instead of being a pussy, you're a pussy and you're an idiot, good show.

OP here, by ">100%" I just mean the bench is greater than the squat. It's not double the squat. If you wanna get exact, the bench is ~200 and the squat ~180.

chicken legs.. work your legs out more.

It really shouldn't be more than your bench, you are obviously doing something wrong

I had this when I started, because I was captain upper body "my legs are fine I run".

Eat your OATZ, drink your MILK and do your SQUATZ,it will correct itself in time.

I think we should combine to make the ultimate force.

I can squat all the plates in my home gym with incredible ease, but I have a ton of trouble benching 50 for 10 reps of 3.

That 50 better be in kg, otherwise that's as bad or worse than OP's post.
