running EVERY DAY is bad for your body... give yourself atleast two days to rest.
3/4ths of year ago, I barely ran at all... I slowly got into into... two miles a day, every weekday (MTWRF)...
When I wanted to up my speed/stamina I began to use a tredmill.. Started with 2 miles on 6.5 MPH, the next week I did 3 miles on 6.5, the next 3 miles at 7MPH, the next 4 miles at 7 MPH. Now I've been running 5 miles at 7.6 MPH... for half a year. It takes 40 minutes.
When it comes to running, all you have to do is make sure you FEEL like you're pushing yourself, and you'll get better...
Also, make sure you have some NICE running shoes.. I use Asics.. DO NOT BUY CHEAP ONES.
