Jin Kazama. It'll probably take at least a few bulk and cut cycles, and it would probably be difficult to maintain that high-muscle low-fat "cut" state for long so I would save it for summer. I also have weird genetics; my father is about half and half meso/endomorph, while on my mom's side, it's mostly ectomorphs. I used to think I was pure ectomorph but recent weeks on a bulking diet seem to be proving otherwise

You should lift weights aswell as do cardio if you don't already. Alot of women are intimidated by weights for some reason but I swear they will make alot of difference.

I hate cardio too (although I don't have to do it much considering I'm bulking), but I do some HIIT once a week to keep my heart/lungs/general fitness up.

Try HIIT if you don't do it already. It makes fat melt off fast because it boosts your metabolism throughout the entire day.

More muscle mass will make your resting metabolic rate faster anyway, and besides, women with some shape are HOT AS FUCK rather than stick thin women with no fat or muscle mass.

Squat for delicious ass and legs :p.

Yeah it's basically sprinting as fast as possible for 30 seconds, then jogging or walking until recovered, then sprinting again for 30 seconds, rinse and repeat for about 15 minutes.

It really fucks you up though. Prepare to be gasping for air half way into it.

Works well for burning fat quickly.

By "functional strength" I mean "climb mountains solely with my arms and being able to bust your skull in with my punches once I've reached the top" strength.
