Need to know the specific allergy or disease.
Breakfast is boring. Just treat it like dinner but have more carbohydrates than protein and fats. Have different things every week, or every day if possible.
Some food allergy free alternatives (depending on allergy): eggs, meusli with tinned fruit, soy based yoghurt, gluten-free bagels, muffins made from nut flour, shredded coconut. Japanese people eat fish, rice, half-raw egg, pickled vegetables for breakfast.
Breakfast is the most important time of the day to have complex carbohydrates to provide energy during the day, so try to maximise intake of those.
