Hey /fit/

I'm trying to decide what to do next. My goal is to get toned and flexible (pretty broad, i know).

I've done many different things before, all with different results. I was in gymnastics for most of my young life but became way too time consuming even if the result was the strongest and most flexible i will ever be. I played tennis which was good cardio but really didnt change much for my upper body. Lastly I was in Kendo for a year and was great for arm strength and mobility but left me largely inflexible.

I don't have the time for gymnastics, my friends don't play tennis anymore, and I've moved away from Japan and don't like the local Kendo clubs. A friend of mine has told me pilates or yoga are my best options for low commitment and high flexibility/tone, does that sound about right?

yup. Sounds about right. Maybe look into tai chi.

I have one of those Gameboys somewhere under my futon. I tried to sell it and no one would take it because when I was little I wrote my name in permanent marker on the back so it wouldn't get stolen.
