/fit/ i need your advice, I have a wrestling tournament coming up. Its basically the biggest tournament other than state. My coach and i decided i'd do much better at a lower weight class. We decided on 135, i weigh 145 right now. Im going to try to go off of 2 scoops of Creatine (300 Calories) 2 apples (around 200 calories) and a piece of bread everyday with the standard 8 servings of water. My question is how long can I go like that before i start to have problems. Tournament is next friday

Pic related..its me

your coach recommended this and offered you no help? quit wrestling. he's not much of a coach and is gonna get you hurt.
>> Anonymous
You will be fine on that for months, people survive longer on less, although you may want to try a piece of skinless baked chicken here than there for protein if you're also going to be training/working out during this time, otherwise your muscles will be fucked by next friday.

yeah, people in refugee camps with almost 0 physical activity.

i'm curious how much energy you'll have during daily 2 hour wrestling practices on 1000 calories/day.

OP here, this pic is from mid winter..explaining pale ass skin..and to>>156090
ever tried wrestling?

and>>156094
ill be doing the wrestling workouts ie. 3 layers of clothing 5 mile jog in the morning, 2 hour lift from noon to 2 then 3 miles of resistance cardio-pushing cars, weighted runs
definately would never fuck a femanon

coach is the one who recommended this program, just wanted /fit/'s opinion

you mean will never fuck anyone

But yeah you need more protein or you won't be able to support your own weight by next friday

OP here..so this wont kill me, last year i lived off a bowl of oatmeal in the morning and 6 ounces of skinless chicken breast for dinner for 2 weeks, a few IV's later i realized that it wasnt the best idea, ( Nearly died during a match)

you can lose the weight, but it's just a question of how much energy you'll have come match time. short term you'll probably be ok. for longer term, staying on that, i think you'd start to lose strength and endurance very quickly.

with the workout routine you outlined I would not in good conscience suggest you try this but go for it, if you survive then come back and prove me wrong
>> Anonymous
OP...at the beginning of season i had a 175 bench 255 squat and 300 deadlift...all my values have dropped about 20 lbs...but i also lost 20 lbs going into the season

>>156124

With that muscularity? You're a lying sack of shit.

unless you did it on machines, and the weights were wrong.
>> Anonymous
you'll lose a lot of strength
>> Anonymous
OP here..Free weights only..i was 20lbs heavier...and alot leaner..i appear fatter in this pic than i did at beginning of season..only reason i lost all the weight is because a senior wanted to wrestle 160 and i didnt want to be the dick and ruin his senior year
>> Anonymous
Max for looking like that 135 if you're great. more like 120ish.

If you're short probably 95 -105 bs bench possible.

Don't lie you sack of shit, i use to look like that. I know.
>> Anonymous
OP here..just cause you sucked ass and were weak as hell dont mean i am.
6'0 165lbs 4.1% body fat at time of maxing
>> Anonymous
>>156134
can't there be more guys of the same weight per school?
(not trolling, we didn't have a wrestling team at our school so i don't know)
>> Anonymous
>>156142
>6'0 165lbs 4.1% body fat at time of maxing
>4.1% body fat
Yeah. And if that was true your max should be 230+ with that much pure muscle.

But obviously you have no idea what you are talking about. And I was trolled. GG

OP here last post then bed
>>156148
Wow dude, just wow...you go from saying that i was lifting way to much to now i'm not lifting anywere near enough...please dont post on my thread again

Lrn2/fit/
your most likely some fat ass kid that comes on here looking for a miracle to loose weight so you can hook up with the girl you've been stalking for a few years now....come back when your informed
>> Anonymous
>>156094
Not OP But im curious to what you look like.
willing to back it up?
>> Anonymous
So, your coach wanted you to lose weight... when your body fat was 4.1% at 165?

AND YOU LISTENED?

You are a fucking idiot
>> Anonymous
OP
wow way to join thread late...coach recommended i lose weight now..from 145 to 135...right now i am at 6.8% body fat...so i can easily lose some fat and cut water weight
>> Anonymous
You guys would have veins showing and more muscle definition at 4.8% BF

Wrestling measures it by a hight/weight ratio.

It's retarded. You are all like 10-14 prolly.
>> Anonymous
OP
I'm 16, and body fat % is done with calipers on arms and abdomen.
Veins dont always show especially when your heart rate isnt accelerated
>> Anonymous
>>156157
ok, whatever, but why did you lose weight from 165, when you were stronger? It doesn't make sense.
>> Anonymous
OP
seniors = priority
its there last year and i could have stayed at that weight but i didnt want to have to wrestle this kid each week for that spot, n b4 hes better....lets just go with definatly not

i dropped to 145 and finished the years with only 2 loses...in districts...so didnt qualify for state...but yea..explained above
>> Anonymous
OP here...
>>156150
you got like 10 minutes to reply then im going ot bed...if no reply is made I r WiNNar and you are a fat piece of shit...go play with your shitty HIIT workout
>> Anonymous
>>156166
why is there only one spot for each class?
>> Anonymous
OP here..
cause unlike other sports...only one person is needed per weight class (alts are bullshit...basically stick people as an alt that are total failures) but yea...Why would i make this kid be an "alt" his senior year?
>> Anonymous
>>156157
you realize the calculation of body fat you did puts you in an extremely unsafe condition.

if you're 145 and 6.8% bf and lose 10 lbs, your current TOTAL weight of body fat is 9.8 lbs. it's extremely unhealthy to go below 3% bf. so by definition, you will lose muscle, and probably a lot of it.

overall, bad idea. but you're young and stupid and gonna do it anyways so have fun getting your ass kicked by someone who didn't lose 5lbs of muscle in less than 10 days.

Personally I wouldn't recommend expending that much energy while basically starving yourself over such a long period of time.

If you're not familiar with vomit and blacking out, I think you will be.

Anyway, I'm still really interested in the result so update us when you're done.

Good luck!

Why are you taking creatine when trying to loose weight, completely pointless.

Also what creatine are you using that has 150 calories per "scoop". My creatine monohydrate has a recommended serving of 3-5 grams and there is no way it has anywhere near that number of calories. Do you mean protein?

You might want to think about vitamin and mineral supplements as well since you aren't eating enough.

As others said, you aren't eating enough to sustain working out at that level. It will just damage you.

Best advice to make the weight class is to dehydrate yourself before weighting in. Take a long sauna or something to sweat it out. Then hydrate again after weighting in.

Yes.
