Loose the eggs and tacos, also, the Vit-Water.
Drink more water, eat leaner meat. (Substitute chicken with turkey)
Also, you're going a bit too slow on the treadmill, really, you might as well just walk 1-3 miles everyday. (Which would actually be more beneficial.)
Judging by height and weight, your total-calorie intake (Minus BMR) seems fine.
