Flax oil, fish oil, green tea extract, tyrosine, and Caffine.
As for your foods, fruits and vegetables are the way to go, so you've got that down. While I would say the quantities really don't matter that much, I know there are plenty of people out there who would say that you need to watch your fruit intake due to the natural sugars found within them.
