To rid yourself of fat you need to lower your overall body fat percentage. To achieve that you need to increase your lean mass. How do you do it?
#1 Diet (EDUCATE yourself about nutrition on a REAL fitness board) #2 Lift weights #3 Cardio (if and only IF you have time and can be bothered with it, this is more like the icing on the cake, if you have to chose, always go with weights over cardio).
