So I've taking an interest in boxing
I'm 6 ft, 180 lbs
I do a lean muscle workout (More lifts, less weight) 3 times a week
I bike as a form of transportation (I don't cardio train)
And I'm looking for some advice from /fit/ boxers, I'm not trying to go professional, I just want to try as a pastime
I have a background in Jujutsu, and Aikido, and would like to try out a striking style.
What sort of gym should I be looking for, what injuries can I expect, and what other tips can you give me?

Thanks in advance

That would be endurance training, not lean muscle workout, whatever the fuck that is.

Look for a gym with a good number of fighters in it. These are the people you'll be sparring with (most likely).
The usual injuries? Not much if you're fighting at an amateur level. The most would be a cut or a headache at the end of the day. Maybe a concussion, but that would be your fault (didn't keep your hands up).
Boxing is a sport of endurance. It's good that you bike, so your cardio must be good. They'll teach you about technique, so pay attention and spar as much as you can. If you want to practice at home, buy a heavy bag. The heavy bag is the best thing for a boxer: you can work cardio, punching power, and technique, all on one thing.
