so, /fit/. i have manboobs and a belly.

i've been jogging maybe two times a week, and exercising whenever i care to remember, but i've come to realise how disgustingly weak i am and i want to change that.

can anyone recommend a set of exercises that i should do everyday?

additional info: i'm not overweight for my height, mainly because i have no muscles whatsoever, and i can't do a proper push up. so , uh, and advice geared towards my current level of fail would be appreciated

A weight bench and free weights will get your chest and arms to the point where they aren't boobish. Then, pushups.

I used to have no muscle mass whatsoever (6' 125lbs) and free weights were the main thing that got me to the point that I could do pullups and pushups. From there, it's much easier to stay fit or get ripped.
