Good afternoon /fit/,

I'm overweight. 21, 6'5", and over 350lbs. I have nothing holding me back from cutting the pounds, seeing as I just resigned from my job. I would love to go down to 225-250. Is there any kind of guide out there that I can follow that will tell me what to eat, what to do, etc etc.

Because of my weight I am pretty self-conscious and theres nothing in this world that I want to do to change that around.

Stop drinking soda, stop eating sweets, stop eating large amount of carbs, Cut out the junk food, drink only water, stop the diary.

You need to burn more calories than you consume. The best type of workout you can do is join a sport of some kind.

Otherwise cardio ( running) or lifting. If you start running or swimming you are bound to lose weight.
