Diet, not exercise Anonymous

I work out five days a week and have two days off. On my off days I usually just sit around on my ass playing video games or messing around online.

My question is, on my days off how many calories should I be taking in? With very little physical activity how many is too many?

I've been counting, and I usually average about 1,500 on my 'weekends'. I also NEVER eat any dairy, white breads or prepackaged food. All those calories are from home cooked vegan meals (not sure if it matters).

too many? should I be doing anything differently?

don't reduce your intake on your days off. your body will still need that food energy to recover from the previous 5 days.
