Don't listen to these faggots, wii fit can be a good exercise. Here's what I do (I'm a chick, so you might need heavier weights than I use):
Monday: upper body Tuesday: cardio Wednesday: lower body Thursday: cardio Friday: upper body Saturday: cardio
Monday: lower body Tuesday: cardio Wednesday: upper body Thursday: cardio Friday: lower body Saturday: cardio
upper body: I put it on tricep extension, pick up my 15 lb weights and do: 20 curlz 20 shoulder presses 10 tricep extensions 10 dumbbell rows I loop through that 3 times (I've found doing it along with wii fit keeps me going at a steady pace, rather than jerky movements.)
Cardio: hula hoop, 10 minutes (Don't laugh! Shoot for 2000 loops each way.) advanced step hula hoop, 10 minutes again.
Lowerbody: 6 twists 20 lunges 20 crunches (on the jackknife setting) 30 squatz w/ 15 pound weight on each shoulder again, loop through 3 times.
I also do 15 minutes of yoga every morning. You can skip the tree pose for now; when your legs get stronger you'll find it's easier. Also, when you're watching tv, reading, or whatever, put it on free step, 30 minutes, and get some light cardio instead of sitting on your ass.
Good luck!
