hey /fit/I'm a skinny ass mother fucker. always been skinny as shit. However, I've never been able to get any muscle mass. I played varsity tennis during high school and did a lot of tournament paintball during the same time but I never saw much improvement in muscle mass. (btw: not doing any of the above sports right now).Stats:6'2"150 lbs.I'm only at school two days a week so my schedule is pretty open. I have no problems with getting up early (if some regiment requires it).My diet is terribly out of wack. Since I've never gained weight I've never regimented my eating habits. Generally it ends up being a cold cereal in the morning, two deli meat sandwiches for lunch [salad dressing mayo substitute+slice cheese] ( don't buy lunch at the college ) and water. If I'm at home lunch is probably Campbell's soup and a bag salad. Dinner is ramen or a tv dinner x2.So I'm open to any diet guides as long as their not cost prohibitive (college student and all that).I have access to a pool (sucks that its winter right now) but that's about it, I have no money for a gym membership.Comment too long. Eat six meals a day. If you have no access to any freeweights, bodyweight exercises will work ok, I guess. Look up "The Naked Warrior".
