So I used to be really really fit, played alot of sports & hit the gym. Move forward 8 years and I can't be bothered, I'm terribly unfit, and every time I get out of my comfy chair to try and fix it, the pain reminds me of why I quit in the first place and I instantly stop.
I've tried quite a few times now, I'm not fat, have some strength left but need to do heaps of cardio work. But it's cardio work that I dread.

Any suggestions/help on motivation and/or easy ways to kickstart me?
