How do I improve my posture? Lately I've been getting very sore shoulders, and I've noticed that slouching is becoming a problem for me.I'm currently in the process of losing ~20-30lbs, so will my posture improve as I get lighter?Are there exercises I can do which force good posture? I also have a lump at the back of my neck which I never noticed 'til now, and I assume it's because of that also.Any help is appreciated.
lots of rows, deadlifts, chinups/pullups
Shoulder shrugs always helped me with my posture...
You might be overworking your chest, pulling your shoulders forward and making you hunch. It happened to me when I was pretty new to lifting. Just strengthen your back more with rows.
Headstands.
yoga, really helped my posture. i'd recommend iyengar's illustrated, but there are loads of good net resources, you dont need to be dhalsim

Seriously?Get in a doorframe, put your hands about chest level, and press forward. Works.
Pilates...it will improve your posture and tighten your abs.
