guys, saturated fat and cholesterol are the main ingredients used to synthesize testosterone. as long as you are training hard, its beneficial to get a bit of it in your diet every day. hence whole eggs, olive oil, nuts, ANIMAL FAT. etc
fats are essential for hormone production and regulation, as well as immune function and many many other things.
ill take in over 200g of fat from healthy sources every day. people freak when i tell them that, i am not fat. but i also take in 250~ g protein and ~400 g carbs per day as well
