do an assload of cardio.
if you wish, supplement it with some medium weight lifting, two sets, of reps that make it so you feel the burn. then do the cardio.
I've been doing this, gym reccomended me.
I'd also suggest you sign up to a gym where they can reccomend you an exercise regimen.
Also, controll what you eat, tubby. Eat lean meat, fruit and vegatables, and cut down on your carbohydrates. Remove all candy and junk food.
