Eating too many nuts will give you intestinal blockage. 2% milk isn't gonna hurt you but too much of it gives some people stomach problems (nothing serious, just gas, diarrhea, things like that).
Just eat tunafish, boneless skinless chicken breasts, fruits, vegetables, handfuls of nuts, yogurt, oatmeal, milk, OJ. And get plenty of aerobic exercise.
