/fit/,

A little over a week ago, I started my new lifestyle. So far, I've actually seen a difference. However, I'm stuck with a dilemma.

My exercise is 20-30 minutes of power walking every moring, then 30 pushups and situps/10 burpee's 4 times a day, making a total of 120 pushups/situps and 40 burpees. Everything is fine, but it seems like pushups are getting harder and harder. For the first few days I was sore as fuck, but it went away. I seem to be able to go down a bit further, but it's not a drastic change or anything. It just seems like at first they were difficult, and now I have to put a knee down about half way through for like 2 seconds.

Any suggestions?

And I'm not OBESE, and I can do real pushups, if that makes a difference.

Thanks in advance.

run. Or join a gym so you can actually do real workouts and cycle your muscle groups.

Honestly? Instead of doing that, change the kind of pushups you do, if you really don't wanna stop.

For instance, instead of doing normal ones, do knife fighter push-ups, or (I don't know who Amerifags call it, but we call it like this) Wingspan pushups. They work the muscle in a different way, it's good.

Walk after your workout instead of before.
