I've decided I want to get /fit/. I'm 5'11, 154 pounds (11stone), 20 year old diabetic, I have no muscle at all, I do have a trampoline, which I did use for awhile everyday, but I dropped down to around 133 pounds, but didn't seem to change in appearance. I also have a bike, and some dumbbells. I'm doing this for appearance (chest, and stomach) and also to gain upper body strength.

Any tips, where to begin?
