arm pain Anonymous
Sup /fit/

My forearm has been hurting for a while, probably about two or three weeks. It's fine when its still, but if I try and lift something, or push down on something with a closed fist it hurts. Not excruciating pain or anything, but I can definitely feel it.

I'm wondering if its possible that its fractured? It isn't swollen or anything, but the pain has not gone away in a while as I said. The problem is that I can't tell if the pain is in a muscle, tendon, or what, I just know the general area.

I plan on going to a doctor pretty soon if it doesn't stop

pic related, its where the pain is

stretch it out. use a foam roller. hold it on the spots that hurt for 10 seconds, then roll it out until you find another. then ice/heat contrast for 20 min intervals. take ibuprofen. drink watas. let it recouperate

Well i had same problem. It started about a week ago with pain in the forearm muscle, same place that your picture depicts. Since then the pain has recessed in the forearm and has moved to the end of the tendon in my left hand. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tenosynovitis
