Hey /fit/ how bout some sleep input.
I don't know if I have a sleep problem or not. And too poor to go to doctors. I've been this way for a few years now. If you leave me alone to sleep, I'll end up sleeping 10-12 hours every day. I tried stabilizing my sleep schedule with no results, I've tried a whole bunch of things, but long story short, I actually seem to require those 10-12 hours of sleep. I feel like SHIT when I get less than that. 8 hours of sleep isn't enough. Anyone else like that? How'd you get rid of it/whatever/advice/yelling. PS: I'm semi fit. And I go to gym. Aaaand I weigh 230 lbs @ 6'3".

you need to ween yourself off of sleep, if you're jump inbetween 7 and 11 hours of sleep, you're fucked. You need to SLOWLY move to less sleep, or your body will hate you for it. try that.

I've tried messin with my sleepschedule, goin to bed early, etc. For a good 1 or 2 month stretch. Didn't do much. When I get my sleep, I'm not fatigued and I'm quite happy. I doubt its the chronic fatigue thing. But if I don't get enough sleep, I'm just tired, not achy or unable to function. And I've tried weening, just feels like shit.
