hai /fit/i've been working out (cardio + lifting 3-4 days a week) for six months. i started dieting 6 weeks ago. so far i've gone down about 3% bf (i'm at 18% body fat now) and lost about 10lbs (i lost these on the first two weeks of my diet, though, then i've plateau'd)my starting target was just 'lose fat', but now i've decided i'd like to go about other 10lbs down to 160 and 14%bf or so.do you think i should try a stricter diet or is this a healthy pace?. it's been a little disappointing not losing a pound since 4 wks ago.
