Don't do HIIT every dayat most you should do it 3 times a weekAnd for losing weight, I lost a bunch 15 x 3 of not too heavy weights

>>189520Well according to the fags on /fit/ if you don't suffer multiple heart attacks and projectile vomiting you arent doing HIIT properly, so its safe to do HIIT every day if you do not feel these symptoms.
You're doing way too much, way too fast.How about you keep your lifting program, but move your aerobics to just Tuesday and Thursday. Alternate aerobic and anaerobic. And if you're going to have trouble increasing that much per week.
