Hey fit. I've been using single set weight exercises for a couple weeks now. I read a lot about it and supposedly it's just as effective as doing 3 - 4 sets per muscle group.

I still get a burn, they just don't ache as much for days later. Opinions?

After two weeks, you'll never ache again until you change out your workouts.

I've never seen anything suggesting that 1 set is better than 3 sets; in fact, they say 3 is a baseline, and as you grow stronger you can slowy increase the number of sets.

yup. Muscles stop being sore after a few weeks of routine lifting.
