Heya /fit/.
I've actually never had reason to come here before, I've always been in more than decent physical shape. But recently I decided that the Air Force was for me, specifically pararescue. That basically means that I'll be as fit as a SEAL. I've done my research and I have an 18 week workout that ramps up to running 30 miles/week, 400 pushups/day, 60 pull ups, etc.
tl;dr It looks like I'll be sticking around here.
I mean, you can't be worse than /v/, right? RIGHT?

When you are in decent physical shape, 400 pushups isnt that grueling. I'm trying to drop another 50lb and get better stamina before applying to the british army.

I swam in high school, did a stint in crew in college, so I'm no stranger to extremely strenuous workouts. If I hadn't had to spend a year living with my grandmother to help her out, I could cut the program down to 9 weeks and just stick with that until BMT.
Oh well.
