Although I'm not fat, I have a little belly I would like to get rid of. So I drink soda no more, also no refined sugar, no saturated fat etc.

Water is okay but I actually like drinking something with flavour so I bought 1l of oange juice with no added sugar, yet it says it has about 107g of sugar per liter. Doesn't that sound too bad? Or is it a different kind of sugar I can eat without worrying?

tl;dr: can i drink orange juice, which seems to have a lot of sugar, if i want to get rid of my belly?

ps. yeah i know i must do cardio too

stop being a pussy and just drink water. to be completely honest, just drink it, you'll get used to it. water used to have this weird flavor to me, but i forced myself to drink it and only it... now i kinda like it

orange juice is too acidic for larger consumptions
can cause bone rarefaction and whatnot
aint that good for ur stomach either. ulcers!!
