I have a question about egg whites sold in the cartons.How processed are they? Pic somewhat related, I don't like eggbeaters though because they add the yellow coloring and other things to them. But the 100% egg whites more specifically.Would I be better off just buying a shiton of eggs and just using the yolks? (I have been eating some of the yolks when I do use normal eggs, but I generally throw most of them away) I eat about 1.5 cups of egg whites in a day so I don't know how reasonable that would be. But I'm trying to avoid (overly)processed foods.
