Hello /fit/.

I'm a lazy fuck. I dont ever exercize. I spend most of my time on the computer. I dont practice any sports.

I'm not a particularly fat person. As a matter of facts, I guess I'm rather thin. Well, I want to develope some muscle... Just to get a bit more toned. Harder, if you may.

What do you reccomend?

I've started walking, about an hour a week, but nothing beyond that.

Start out wtih 20 situps and pushups before your morning shower. then again at night/shower. repeat for a few days, after awhile you'll start feeling more active and going out for a jog/rollerblade. once the soreness goes away, increase to 50 of each twice a day.
