I'm an insurgent lardass (5'7, 208 last Jan, 185 now) about to try HIIT. Am I going to die? How hard and how fast? Also, treadmill+HIIT=Fail?
Treadmill + HIIT = Fail.Push yourself as hard as you want, no need to kill yourself.
HIIT is meant to keep your heart rate within 90% of capacity for an extended period of time. If you don't feel like you're about to die, you're doing it wrong.
