I don't know how many /fit/fans are actual runners, but i want to talk about it. running 6 miles a day makes me feel great, and when i do longer runs like ten i feel like im RAPING THE WORLD. also, i smoke weed fairly often, and it has never slowed my running down

i used to run 15 km 4 times a week... i got sick of it, all i do now is weightlifting and now my cardio suck... but i don really care tho lul..
I'm currently trying to bulk so I've cut out most of the cardio. I have to walk my dog every night. WALK.feels bad man
