sup /fit/been dieting for three weeks while doing 3 days of cardio+lifting a week. so far i've gone from 89kg (174cm tall) to 85.5 and from 21.9% bodyfat to 20.4. i'm quite happy with it... but is this result great, lousy, average, healthy?i cheated some days and have been drinking some beers every few days, so i could go stricter, but i'd like to keep it easy. my ideal bodyweight for my build is about 76-78kg, so if i keep going at this pace i should be around there in another six weeks.
Really can't put a figure on it.It's progress, just be happy with it.
