I schedule cheating on sundays, and every 2 months, I take a whole week off. that week, i usually end up being weirdly sensible. the typical sunday, i go for popcorn, big sugar bomb drink and a movie with the gf. dessert after dinner, and whatnot. Maybe the diet kicker for me is I just love my morning oatmeal so much that i eat it on cheat day and week and every day anyways, and it usually keeps me more or less under control for the day. I stopped keeping track of calories, but the last cheat day i counted, i was only over about 500-1000 calories for the whole day, and the cheat week was even less per day, at about 300-500 over per day. I love to cheat. it keeps my head on right, and focused. I actually look forward to resuming the routine.
