So, I have been considering getting into HIIT. However, I am completely new to any exercise regiment. I've tried doing some in the past and I didn't get past like 2 days. HIIT seems fast and VERY effective. I am not 100% sure on where to start however.I was looking at a chart that says 3 days a week, do 4 minutes of it at 30 second intervals of jogging and sprinting. Step it up every 3rd exercise adding another 60 seconds.I don't know if I'm ready for that kind of routine. How good shape should I be in before I start some HIIT routine like that? Anyone here tried it before? It seems to be working for "progress" aka>>270769, just hoping it could work for me.
