sup fit, skinny fag here but im not "skinnyfat" i weigh around 130 and im 5"7. i go to the gym 3 times a week monday,wednesday,friday and do roughly the same thing each day. i dont really have a workout routine which i know is probably horrible and ill get ridiculed but ive been working out for about 4-5months and have gained 5-6 pounds of very lean muscle (stayed the same bf%) im not dissapointed in these results but i want to know if these are half decent gains and if i should be changing anything. my eating habbits are really fairly good. i never eat junk food, i eat a shitload of oats,eggs,salmon,brown rice,nuts,peanut butter and so on and i never have cheat meals, Also. im not especcually doing this for physicle strength however i assume that will naturally come with muscle gain and i have a frail back which rules out stronglifts(no deadlifts but i can still SQUAAT). any suggestions on how to better this regiment will be greatly appreciated! thanks!
