Coming from a heterosexual man, you used to look pretty attractive. To lose weight, do these:
Find out your BMR, subtract 500, and try to eat that many calories a day. Of course, it doesn't have to be exactly that much, but aim for around that. Next, exercise. Lift weights three days a week and do light cardio if you have time left, and on days you don't lift, do HIIT (google it). Try to go to the gym 5-6 times a week. Don't stay in the gym for more than 60 minutes, it's often counter productive.
