if you want to look better, cut your hair, don't wear makeup, and if you do, VERY minimal. workout, watch your diet, don't drink a whole lot. take care of your skin, and don't dress like a whore. attitude is a priority, and if you're a moderately attractive girl being cool will up your hotness WAY up.
>And whats an good work out for legs? squats. however, since most chicks don't want their x-stabilizers to get any exercise, and prefer to have that hourglass figure, where near the belly button your body goes in from your hips and chest, i'd recommend doing them on a smith press. Still, go heavy. There's a number of places you can put your feet on the smith squat in order to work more your ass or more your legs, you can have a good circuit just on the smith press if you're a chick.
hack squats are great too.
tl;dr go big or go home, don't worry about getting big because you're a fucking girl and you WON'T. eat right, maybe a 40/40/20 spread, and try to stay fit. you'll be hot. end of story.
