soup /fit/, not gonna waste any time, so here's my info

I'm 24, male, 305lbs, 6'0", in otherwise good health aside from being ridiculously overweight, in other words I have nothing holding me back from exercising, no injuries, illnesses, etc. I'm not gonna bullshit but a good portion of my weight is muscle. I have a huge upper body, wide shoulders, big arms and back, etc. I throw bags at the airport so you can probably chalk it up to that.

The problem is that I still look fucking fat, and rightly so because I am fucking fat. People say that I'll always have a wide/strong frame, but I want to lose the bitch tits, love handles, neck fat, face fat, back fat, etc. I know I can look good if I just lose about 60 pounds or so. I'm not horribly "stretched out", either. I do have stretch marks but only on my arms and shoulders. I'll probably never have abs, but more than anything I just want to get slimmer in my face and neck, this is what I'm most self-conscious about.

Here's what I propose to do.

- HIIT in the morning, first thing after waking up, before breakfast, before shower, etc. There's a track field near my house that is open to the public. I plan to do the whole "fun as fast as you can until you can't anymore", "rest", and "repeat" scenario. HIIT, basically, right? This will also greatly boost my metabolism, yes?

- Healthy cereal for breakfast with skim milk, something like Total. Chicken for dinner, the frozen stuff from the grocery store. I have no idea what to consistently eat in between (lunch). I've never brought anything with me to work, always eat there. I have no problem eating the exact same thing every day, believe me when I say I've been doing it for years.

- Lifting at night, before bed, after eating dinner (chicken). Eating chicken/protien/meats before lifting is reccomended, right? Lifting before bed is also good for keeping muscles hot/burning while sleeping which also boosts metabolism, correct?

- Drink absolutely nothing but water. No soda, no gatorade, no vitamin water, no sugary bullshit. I've been a huge soda drinker for years. There've been times where I've gone several days without water, drinking nothing but soda the entire time. I know I need to quit this shit.

What else do I need to implement (other than squatz and oatz). I'm not looking to build muscle but at the same time I'd rather not lose it. Above all else I need to lose the fucking neck and face fat. I'd rather have a giant fucking gut the rest of my life than even a little bit of facial fat.

From this point on, you no longer drink sodas, sugary fruit drinks, or alcohol, or coffee. You now only drink water and unsweetened tea.
From this point on, you no longer eat white bread, ever.
From this point on, you no longer eat any pork product or processed meat, ever.
Form this point on you no longer eat any other fat/sugar combo candy crap snacks at all.
From this point on, you avoid fatty add-ons like cheese and sour cream and mayo. Lean meat already has enough fat in it.
Food is now on there for one purpose, to feed you protein and good carbs as efficiently as possible. You do not care about how it tastes, if it has the nutrition you need, its fucking delicious.
-Buy cans of chicken breast, and frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts, eat one a day somehow no matter what.
-Buy eggs, boil them, peel them, and put them in the fridge.
-Buy cottage cheese. Learn to like it with berries in it.
-Buy beans, learn how to cook and eat them every day.
-Buy bananas
-Buy oatmeal, one flavored instant, and one big tub of the boring unflavored. Mix them half and half every morning for breakfast with a boiled egg and a banana a multivitamin and a glass of milk. This is more important than any other meal. You fucking eat it and love it.
Eat 5 meals a day. Never get hungry, never get full. Get some carbs and protein a couple of hours before your workout, and take some more protein and carbs within 30 minutes after.

1) don't kid yourself /bro/.....if you don't work out regularly you aren't that much better off against an average guy.

2) I guess your goal is to lose weight first? kind of gay but w/e - its your choice. So do cardio/HIIT in morning workout at night.

3) OATZ for breakfast. PB&J for lunch (wheat bread, sugar-less jelly) if you can't find anything better

4) don't eat 1-2 hours before working out. You'll hurl.

5) Eat whatever you want after working out.

7) good luck but i doubt you'll do this for more than 2 weeks at best.

Cans of chicken breast? The fuck?

What about Tyson brand chicken patties? I make fucking everything in the microwave. I've never used the oven for anything other than warming a pizza. Never used the stove either. You think I'm joking but I'm serious. Everything I've ever eaten has either been off a 99ยข menu, from the gas station, or microwaved at home. I hope chicken patties are doable because there's no way I can use the oven, especially with how long it takes compared to microwave.

That's why I said semi-related. If anything the weight loss will come first. That is necessary to me. Muscles and shit are a bonus. I've been the big guy my entire life, I wanna be the regular guy for once. :(
