How do I work out these muscles? The ones responsible for the V crotch and upper hips.

Obviously lowering your bf% helps, but what are some workouts that specifically develop these muscles?
>> Anonymous
don't know about specifics, but deadlift and squat come to mind

Cycling with cleats. Remember to contnue the pedal stroke through the bottom, back and top of the stroke.

Seriously. I cycle 2-6 hours a day. I don't have much muscle but cycling plus a low bodyfat I have a bigger v-cut than biceps. Shit is hot.

Thanks. I don't have cleats, but I'm going to nigger it by using tape or straps.

The V thing is genetic. It's called Adonis's Belt. I have it, although I don't really care for it.

That part you circled is a small part of a muscle - the quads. Do squats and deadlifts to develop that.

Glutes is developed by deadlifting and squatting.

The question mark is the erector spinae.

plancks with weight on back

squats

Genetic?

Why do I see most well muscled people, athletes, celebrities with them?

Those are caused by pumped up obliques, fag. See how the obliques are popping out? Fuck. It's the two massive purple things beside the abdominals.

OP here.

Take a chill pill dude. We're having a discussion. They may be the obliques or not. No reason to shit an egg over it.

I already do SQUATZ, as any good citizen should do. I will add the fancy biking to my routine.

If I have an extensive pushup routine, should I still incooperate plancks? I'm not sure, but I think pushups might provide the same benefit as plancks. Or am I mistaken?

for the Adonis's belt, do the ab workout called bicycles, and weighted ab work outs using cables, those seem to make mine huge, i don't know, its partially genetic, but you can make it bigger

leg lifts. lay down on your back, put your hands under your lower back, keep your legs straight and lift. Do it a lot.

This.

That's because actors/models/celebrities all have amazing genetics.
