Hey /fit/, this may seem like a stupid question, but bear with me. Which is more important, the amount of sets you do or the amount of time it takes to workout? I only manage two sets of all my exercises in an hour.

Some people judge you on how long you spend working out and some judge you on how many sets you do. Is it still beneficial to do an hour of exercise if you're only completing two sets of six exercises? I don't dillydally, I just don't rush.

It comes down to how much exercise you've done. Not much more than that.

My two cents.

the time you workout has nothing to do with it, it's how intensely you are ripping up muscle fibers. Unless you're doing cardio. But pussy cardio is worse than intense cardio.

TLDR; stop being a pussy
