I got roughly 10 days to get rid of mine, not that big but they look horrible considering my ab area is slim.Im doing sprints up and down my garden, and 15 mins intense biking.Anything else /fit/?

ok think of it, somehow sprinting is going to make manboobs disappear, i understand it burns fat and all this but what you need to do is get PECKS. so i suggest you find excercices for your pecks, like pushups or flat benchpress. Remember the position of your hands

well the answer to this is to strengthen your wrist and work you pecs. dont just spend one workout on one muscle, target as many as you can. For example5x10 wrist curls2x25 pushups of different sorts
10 days? That's not realistic for getting rid of them and losing a decent amount of fat to make a difference.Come back when you're serious about fitness and getting in shape.
