pecs Anonymous
hey /fit/ I've got pretty decent pecs, but they aren't as defined as I would like on the bottom. What's the best way to work this part of the pectorals?

on a sort of related note, what does /fig/ think of the "perfect pushup" device?

Decline bench press

Rotating joints while putting weight on them can lead to permanent damage. Typically this is talking about doing squats where the weight involved is much higher but it's something to consider.

Just do regular push ups. If you want, switch hand positions or use dumbells for handles.

PUSHUPS AND BENCH!!

Also, "perfect pushup" device is silly. I don't know if it works or not, but it's just silly. Use the palms of your hands.

Hey, OP. If you do decline benchpresses and put on a decent bit of mass; you will end up looking like mr.saggy boobs later in life. That would be the simplest way to put meat down there, though. For "definition" I dunno, listen to the other mis/fit/s.

Decline will hit the lower pecs as mentioned, but in general vary your chest exercises. Regular bench, flies, push-ups, dips (mostly triceps but a little chest), and so on. Varying exercise motions on a given muscle or group is how it becomes "fully developed" looking.

These things are at least 100 times more useful than the Perfect Push-up.
