Hello fit. Day 3 on taking 600 mg of ibuprofen every 6 hours according to what my doctor recommended (currently weight 210 lbs) due to what he says is an inflammation in my left forearm (really sharp pain, especially when I lift, so I had to stop and go see the doc). Anyways, I've always been kind of an anti-medicine person, never taking every simple tylenol or cold medicines, and just manning it up whenever I was sick, but the pain in my forearm was unbearable, so I'm taking the ibuprofen. Anyways, the pain has lessened I gotta admit, but I don't want to be taking it for that long. How many more days should I take it? Also, could my pain in my forearm be anything else other than an inflammation? Pic related.

Take it until the inflammation subsides. For fucks sakes, listen to your doctor and not a bunch of mis/fit/s. Oh wait, nevermind, we all have M.D.s so we're qualified. Taking ibuprofen for 10 days isn't going to do anything bad to your body or make you less of a man, just take it with food and make sure you don't get an ulcer.

OP here... any chance this thing isn't an inflammation? I know it's not a bone injury, but it feels like its on my bone (doctor said its probably the muscle or tendon surrounding the bone).
