Tomorrow I begin the new me. Recently I've lost a lot of weight but it's been at a constant for a while now. It's enough to see the outline of my abs but not enough for proper definition.

8AM: Porridge
10AM: Pasta
12PM: HIIT
1PM: Sit ups/Press ups
3PM: Chicken breast and pasta
5PM: Jog
7PM: NON CARB Dinner.
11PM: Sleep

Repeat.

Ok joblessfag. Get a physically demanding job.

I got one as a temporary thing and lost 20lbs. This was in a few months of not trying to lose weight.
