So what health benefits does a sauna actually have?I am a 20 year old girl and I am about to leave to the gym by myself. I am wondering if it is worth it to get raped in the sauna for the health benefits.

well, doing it once in awhile is good for your skin as long as you shower afterward.. but there's not really enough benefits in doing it more than occasionally to make it useful
it's supposed to raise your heart rate. Apart from that I think they are pretty fucking pointless.
