Hey /fit/ I have a total gym knockoff, It has helped me gain a lot of muscle and what not but I've just kind of been using it to do fucked up workouts at my leisure and am wanting to start to really get more ripped looking. Can anyone outline some work outs or a workout regimine I can do on my -total gym- to help me get in shape?

OP here. Also I heard about a 5x5 thing that a lot of people seem to be doing on here and in working out? is there anyway I could do that -just using a total gym for the strength training style stuff and non cardio?

X amount of reps of X type this day ect... Anyone that can help me on that or direct me to a website that can?
specifically for the gym not just any workouts I don't have a gym membership and just want to use teh total gym and running ect.
