Slacked off a little this week with holidays and all...

I usually work out Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays...However, my gym was closed on Thursday...Today I was going to go, and I still could, but some friends and I played tackle football at the local school today...It's turf and I stubbed my toe into the turf and broke my toenail, I stubbed my heel into the turf, my right arm on the biceps and triceps got hit/bruised somehow and hurt and I think that's about all of my injuries...I hate missing a workout but I know I can just pick it up tomorrow and somehow get back on track, but I don't know if I should just try to hit the gym anyway. If I can't work out because of holidays or I am busy, I usually like to do sit-ups and push-ups on my floor just so I don't feel guilty and like total crap for missing a workout. I don't know what time zone your in, but it's late here and I'd just do stuff at your place, go out and run for a bit, or just make up for it next workout day. I thought about doing a light workout...like push-ups and use my 20 and 35 pound dumbbells...but it's not too late...It's only 5:30 and I've gone out as late as 10, which isn't great, but sometimes it's the only time I can squeeze in.
