Really need to gain weight... Anonymous
Well I currently only weigh about 125lbs at 5ft 10", I think it's to do with my diet of mostly junk/sugary foods.

Recently I just upped my calorie intake from about 1800 Calories a day to around 2500-2700 a day (With over 120g or protein). What else do you think I can do to help me gain weight as quick as possible?

I would prefer it to be muscle but I don't really care, Thanks /fit/

I laughed so hard through the first half because I thought you were trolling, til I found out that pic = not related.

If you just recently upped your calories, just stick with it for a while. Also, if you do a lot of running, stop.

OP here, i'm pretty much a lazy bastard so running isn't the cause. I do a workout for 2 days and then break for 1 day and repeat (Squats, Bench presses, sit ups, pressups and lifts in each arm) I focus on weight not reps.

If anyone has got any better routines or something i'd be happy to hear it. Thanks

Finish all 12 weeks of it and then either rinse and repeat or you can tweak it if you've learned enough by then.
