I need advice on working out my abs.I do almost only body weight exercises, and I already reached a decent look and I can do a decent number of various types of push ups, pull ups and chin ups.I need to gain more muscle mass but I refuse to go to a gym because I plan to post someday what I achieved without leaving my house and without fancy equipment. Recently I started putting about 10kg of weights into my back pack and doing push ups and chin ups with that, feels good man. How can I do the same to work out my abs more, cause I'm out of ideas.I do dragon flies on the floor and leg lifts on the bar etc.I need to get my abs sore halpchickin in return

>>474396I do this as well... buy some climbing webbing. You can also use said climbing webbing to make a belt to hang weight from your waist.In short, always have lots of tubular webbing around.
