This is my first trip to /fit/, and I am shocked and amazed.

I did not know that there was anything of this caliber on 4chan.
Not at all.
I mean, /wg/ and /ck/ occasionally have something interesting, but I mean... this!

Caucasian
18 years old
5"10
203 lbs.
Don't eat a lot of veggies
Don't exercise regularly
Drink lots of carbonated beverages
No girlfriend
Most of my day is spent at college or on the Internet
I have lots of work to do, and I will be keeping you posted, /fit/!

Any suggestions/comments would be greatly appreciated!

No, I'm 203 pounds and 5 foot, ten inches tall.
I don't have much of a plan here, except that I'm going to:

*Walk for thirty minutes each day (cardio for the heart, my family has a history of heart failure)
*Stop eating so much junk food (I doubt I could go cold turkey)
*Stop drinking soda and energy drinks (I can do this, I know)
*Start eating more vegetables (All I eat now really is mashed potatoes and green beans. A corm is fine, too, if it's cooked right)

Now, as far as the diet goes...
How do I dieted?

My plan is to just eat some canned green beans and corn from Walmart and maybe some other stuff, too.
What else should I add to my meals regularly?
Anything that I should avoid?

I just did thirty minutes of walking and I am SORE AS SHIT.

I walked at a quick pace the whole time, and I only slowed down after my shins ached for about five minutes straight. Once the aching subsided, I sped back up.

It helped that I had the TV on while I was on the treadmill. I don't particularly like Flapjack, but it helped me through a half-hour of walking.


Surprisingly, my shins are the most sore part of me.
I don't know why that is, but I'm guessing that's the burning of progress.
Or, osteoporosis.

Now I'm going to go see what I have in the fridge and eat some delicious corm (I got the kind with no salt added - if it tastes bad, I'll just add a little for flavor) and green beans.

Only thing appealing in my fridge was cream cheese.
I pooped open a couple of cans of ham and called it a sandwich.
I also had some BBQ chips and a bowl of Trix with milk.


I STILL FEEL FAT.

But - I'm gonna keep this up.
My goal is to someday be /fit/ enough to score myself one heck of a girlfriend.
