Wake-up every day @ 6:30, drive to college gym, stretch ~15 min, workout 45 min (alternate weights days and running/biking/swimming/wallclimbing/hill days), stretch again ~15 min, shower + shave + brush teeth ~15 min, head home, eat HUGE breakfast.

I've already started this week, so maybe next time you should make this earlier.

I'm going to be working out every single day at 7 am in my university's gym. Alternating between upperbody and lowerbody.

I'm also eating right, but I'm reserving 300 calories for sweet stuff out of my 1800 calorie daily intake amount. Everything else is and has been vegetables and meat during the day in four meals, with fruit in the morning.

It's been easier than I anticipated even though this is the first day but I'm liking the feeling of lifting past my max that I set in highschool.
