I used to use it in my coffee every morning. It's hard to describe, but it gave me this weird feeling inside of my body, kind of 'chalky' for lack of a better word. At first I thought it was the coffee itself, because caffeine is a diuretic. But even cutting down on the amount of joe didn't stop the strange feeling, only when I stopped adding Splenda did the weird feeling disappear.
