Sup fit !

So I've been calculating my clorie intake with mydailyplate.com , and ended with the conclusion that this site is BULLSHIT .

I'm 22 year old 5'11" (180 cm) and 182 pounds (83 kg). I've been practicing Muay Thai for the last 4 years, and I know whant to reach 168 pouds.

So I enter my daily food , and my activities and all that shit , and set the goal to "loosing 2 pounds a week"

and this is what I got ...

I've been living this way for more than 3 months , and still don't have the results ...

I've been using TDP since May and I've only lost about 10 lbs...I haven't seen much progress in the past two months. Could this mean that my body adjusted to the lower caloric intake?

dont u realize that every person is some degree different? if u want to lose weight and lets say u consume 3000kcal a day but your weight is still increasing, guess what?u decrease your calorie intake to lets say 2800kcal.now if your weight stays the same with that and still want to lose some decrease it to 2500kcal.To lose weight u have to be in negative calorie intake, but don't decrease it too much or your digestion slowers down.
