So /fit/ last night I was doing my daily cardo, a 45 minute run, when all of the sudden my nipples started to really hurt.I think it was from the friction with my shirt rubbing against them, but damnit, I had to stop only twenty minutes in because of the pain.How do I prevent this from happening again?
