Yo /fit/ I've lost a ton of weight, and turned from lard arse to a real stick figure, the main thing bothering me are the bones on the wrists, is there a way to lessen the amount they poke out? without gaining fat, will working my forearms more help cover them over? if so what lifts are good for forearm mass?
Or is this totally normal and I should stfu and resume squatz?

lift freeweights. Probably won't change the size of your wrists. Then again, guys who do manual labor always have real wide wrists, like the bones grow apart from all the work they do.

Take up Rock Climbing, its the real shit for forearms.

Reverse wrist curls
Wrist curls
google 'em

Lesser, but still excellent
Hammer curls
Reverse curls(barbell curls with the arm in supination).


But seriously Rock Climbing is the shit.
