Anon likes oats because they're a great source of low GI carbs, protein, and fiber. They help lower your cholesterol levels. They keep your colon and bowel clean and healthy (And we all know that Anon likes packing his pooper).
They're also cheap as fuck and delicious.
I make mine by buying the biggest, cheapest bag the store has, and some powdered skim milk. Measure up 1/3 of a cup into a ziplock bag, along with the right amount of milk powder. When I get to work, I add water, mix, and microwave until delicious and creamy.
If I want a change I add cashews, ground ginger and/or cinnamon, a small amount of cocoa powder and once, chilli flakes, some palm sugar and lime juice.
