Experiment with different hand positions. narrow will hit inner chest/front delt/tricep, wide position will hit outer pecs/serratus. A couple of chairs and you can do pike dips. Back is tricky on the road. One arm rows are the easiest to duplicate off of a hard top chair. But what to lift? Your ropes should cover cardio
