Also, try harder next time. Man up and eat your chex without sugar. Find something else to eat for breakfast. Everyone here shouts oats, but I eat Raisin Bran or some sort of Kashi or South Beach Diet cereal that my dad's girlfriend buys.
For lunch, eat some real meat. None of the processed hot dog crap. The buns you ate them on were probably white bread anyway, which is loaded with processed grains. Find whole grain foods. Have some chicken breast on a whole wheat bun with some mustard or something.
For dinner, cut back on the red meats. It's okay, but if you want to lose weight, white meat is better. Those ribs were probably loaded with fat though anyway. Your dinner is also pretty starchy. Mashed potatoes are loaded with carbs and you aren't even getting the nutritional benefit from the skin. Plus, you are getting your carbs so late in the day it's almost pointless.
Your meals should progress from high carb, low protein to high protein, low carb. That way you are losing as much as possible. Also, no pie. If you really want to lose weight, cut out the sodas, sweets...even juice. Stick to water and maybe the occasional glass of milk.
