Popcorn itself is harmless. In fact, it's a great healthy snack. What's unhealthy is what you put on it - butter, salt, etc.. Olive oil is a nice replacement for butter I use less salt ^_^. Of course, there's also a nice difference between microwaved crap and popcorn from the kettle.

When I used to get popcorn at the movies, I would get the worst fucking gas in the world. Every time. My stomach ached for hours. So I stopped buying it. Haven't had popcorn in months.
