beginner's workout help Anonymous
recently, ive been trying to excersise more, build up my pecs and abs, etc.

i mostly just do flat bench presses, b/c that is all that is available to me atm.
but i read recently that only doing those can ruin the look of your pecs and can make them more "breast-like".

can anyone recommend anything that will help build the upper pecs other than inclined presses?

any help is appreciated.

Chest=

benchpress flat/incline/decline
dumbell press flat/incline/decline
flies
dips + weighted dips

Above are the main chest exercises unless ive missed one, if your worried about your pecs developing into an odd shape i suggest trying to mix up those exercises into your routine rather than just doing benchpress.

However, i very much doubt your at the stage of worrying about this, if your just starting out or have only been doing it for 2-3 months or something just keep doing benchpress and dumbell press and just focus on getting some mass on your chest before you worry about specific shapes.

Right, the above is pretty much fact, this now is just my opinion: dont bother with flies at the moment, if you have to pick 2 exercises for chest id say dumbell press of any variety and weighted dips will do you the most good.
