I've been on the free weights for a while, but don't really have a wide range of exercises. My body is starting to get used to my small number of chest, back, bicep, tricep, shoulder and leg exercises. Can /fit/ help me out? I'm looking for either a site, or just some of your own exercises that you do to mix it up. I have a few, but it isn't much.Pic obviously unrelated.
