/fit/ i'm tired of fast food and gaining weight every day.
i want to get my shit together and want to get in shape and start eating healthier.
i have a gym membership but haven't gone for a month or so.

what're some healthier meals/snacks do you recommend i eat? instead of a fucking McChicken and a large fries?

How helpful is cardio? if my workout is mostly cardio, will i lose weight any faster?
