I want a body like this so badly.
I exorcise 7 days a week and keep my calorie intake low, but all the exorcise is just bulking me up and the fat is going no where.

fuck 'calories'. that shit doesn't work. it's a lame excuse for dieting. go wholegrain and ditch sugar. i lost 16 lbs in two weeks by just dropping processed foods and the weight didn't pile on. Less risk of diabetes too.

Stop being so anorexic or a hungry whale. Don't eat fast food everyday, cakes, sweets, chocolate cookies. Make shit at home 6 days out of 7 have high protein, carbs and essential fats in your meals.
Don't eat big meals, eat small, 5-6 meals.
Drink water, 100% juice
Oats, pasta, lean chicken, eggs, fish are excellent foods.

it's not that hard to figure out when you need to eat, and how much. i eat a shitload, but a shitload of the right stuff.

it depends on what your natural weight is though. i'm naturally skinny and the weight i dropped was junk food and beer that had been hanging on. once i stopped eating shit, the surplus went.

sure you gotta be sensible, but i see so many people obsessing over calories and generic 'points', without thinking about what what is constituting that calorific intake.
