no its not, chicken breast is just protein salt and water.

a good steak has creatine and useful animal fats in it, fish has omega 3 fats in it.

fuck chicken breasts, just eat whole eggs. its more nutritious, AND you prevent chickens from being born

Fish has protein and EFAs (lots of 'em)

Chicken has virtually nothing but protein.

Beef has protein and some EFAs laced with saturated fats.

No one is better than the other. They all serve their purposes.

Really? Makes sense -- I've recently started getting eggs produced by specially fed chickens...I think they're fed soybeans or some shit. Anyways, they're Omega 3 enriched. Hoorah.

whining about mercury in your tuna is probably the least of most /fit/fags problems, they need to get their ass in the gym and stop stuffing their face with cheetos, thats going ot do alot more damage to their bodies than trace mercury

Fish raised in controlled environments tend to have lesser levels of mercury than fish caught in nature.
