Late Night Meal Anonymous

I'm starving and I have about a 300 calorie window for the day. I won't sleep for about three or four more hours, so no worries on eating right before sleep. Just hungry and want a somewhat healthy snack. I have a fairly stocked kitchen at my disposal. Some low fat options, no protein shakes or anything like that. Helps!

fruit digests in 1-2 hours, a burger in like 8. i wish i knew the source i read this in, i need more examples..

have a fruit or two, and as **little** protein as will satisfy. save the protein devouring for the next morning.

also, lights out earlier should help reduce cravings. the less light late, the better.
