Hey fit. Don't come here much. I was just wondering, what do you eat after an intense exercise session? I just got back from an intense parkour session and am eating the following:2 Boiled eggs (slightly salted)two applesa pint of waterhalf a pint of coke.I figure this will replenish salts, sugars and fluids, and give me a healthy dose of protein to build muscle, etc.Except I really don't know much about the body and how it works, all I have is logic.Help me out, /fit/.tl;dr what's good to eat after a hard exercise session (cardio and muscular).pic kinda related, google image search for food.
