S'up /fit/, need some advice. No trolling here - I am just a noob so no rage please.

I am TEH DREADED SKINNYFAT. Not that bad, and in clothes I look very slim and healthy, but I have a little tummy and chest fat that I'd like to be rid of. I've been doing stronglifts for a couple of months and tracking what I eat, aiming for a 30-30-40 on macros. So I eat plenty of OATZ and do plenty of SQAUATZ just as /fit/ tells me.

I made excellent progress at first, losing fat and gaining muscle mass, though now I think I've hit a plateau and so I'm looking for advice.

1. Given I am slim but still want to loose a little fat, am I right to assume that I should continue to cut, i.e. be in calorie deficit? When is the right time to switch to a clean bulk to add lean mass?

2. If I should still be in deficit, then how many calories should I aim for? I am still a little confused about this, so let me explain. Fitday says my maintenance level is 2400 calories. So assuming a 500 calorie deficit, I suppose I should aim to eat 1900 calories. EXCEPT I am doing stronglifts (and cardio on off days), which burns around 400 calories. So should I just eat 2300 and rely on exercise to create the deficit? Or should I still eat 1900 and do stronglifts?

OP here: yeah I posted one of the first pics of him that came up on google images, but it's not the best. He's bigger in others, like this one (though he's still not HUGE). Like a lot of actors, he seems to bulk/cut depending on what's required of his latest role.

It's a shame that my post inspired replies about RR but no advice in response to my question :-(
