What should I do first..Build up my arms, or lose belly fat?

you should do a full body workout.

With a bit of training you can make huge improvements.

If you can do a pull-up, then your arms aren't too bad.

I can't even do one yet, and my arms are a bit more toned than yours. Course, I have about 20 more pounds to pull-up than you do.

Get some free weights and start on (much better than fucking gyms)
