I am doing a temp. job. 1 day on, 1 day off. I have been laying a cement slab, about 13ft x 12ft. It is my first time doing that kind of work. My legs, back and arms where pretty damn sore the 2nd day of work.
tl;dr = How long after a hard workout does some one normally recover? How much protien should I get (205 lbs.)? What helps muscles recover faster?

Normally a day or so should be enough for recovery. Don't be a faggot bawwing about how sore you get after a days work, do more of it to get used to the strain. Get enough rest, food, OATZ SQUATZ the usual stuff to recover faster.
