So, have any of you guys tried Charles Atlas' course? I wanted to know if anyone has tried his full course and has gotten some results on it

Dynamic tension is a major form of martial arts exercise, so yes it does work. As to whether or not it's the most efficient way, I can't say. But if most certainly does produce results.
Also, if anyone is interested his system has been uploaded several times and is available on /rs/
His writing is maddening though.
