I went back home for my short break. I broke my regimented diet and my exercise, as going out during evenings at my place isn't recommended: we're located deep within squatter territory.

I didn't get fat: in fact, my parents remarked I was too thin, because I lost 22 pounds, from 150 to 128. People tell me I should eat more, but I'm scared and since I've made my diet a habit before I don't know what to do.

I am, however, eating a lot more nowadays. And I'm eating a midnight snack right now. Although I'm still exercising, I'm scared: I don't want to bloat up into the fatso (I haven't been one, but I'm trying to avoid being one).

Any suggestions? Are midnight snacks all right? Oh, I'm also drinking sodas now. I do workout still, and have no more reason to slim down, as I have developed my abs already.

By the way, my height's 5'8". In non-anoxeric measurements, that's not fat by any means, I think.

If you're going to eat a midnight snack, make sure it's fruit/vegetables. Shit like cookies are complex carbs and when you go to sleep your body isnt cant burn them off so it converts it into fat. Dont drink soda, if it contains HFCS thats basically toxic waste for your body. Eat more health foods and bulk up on muscle. If you're male and average height 128lbs is too fucken skinny man, there is such a thing as being underweight. I am 5'8' 210lbs with about 35 lbs of it being fat and I dont look fat.

OP here.

Yeah, I know sodas aren't good for you. And I stopped drinking them, too. Oh, my midnight snack was a bowl of noodles - yeah, they are shit. But I'm not going to sleep right away, I'll be waiting for three hours before I do that - just because I know a little better.
