Hay guise. Need to put on muscle weight. I'm a rower and very fit, eat shedloads of rotein and spinach but can't seem to get bulked up. I go to the gym pretty often.

Need: Biceps triceps trapezius and back (upper and lower)

rowing won't help you gain mass, if anything it will make you lose it. unless you're rowing under 2000m or something everytime
