Hey /fit/ - Can you recommend any effective ways to build up the muscle in my back? My front all seems OK but no matter what I do, my spine and bones still stick out in my back. Gross. Any help?

Deadlift. Bent-over rows. Pullups.

No weights: chin ups, press ups.
With weights either dumbbell or barbell: stand with your feet shoulder width apart and bend your knees a bit get your torso parallel to the floor, then lift the weights to your chest and hold for 1 sec for 1 rep. Try and get your elbows above your back
