so i'm skinny bout 133.5lb an i want to get to about 150lb (is that a good weight to be at for a 5'11 male?). i try and eat a lot but its hard to gain weight i drink a protein shake a day and work out for 4 days a week for and hour and run a lot, what do you guys suggest to gain weight. o yea and i allergic to peanut butter which every1 tells me to eat.

a fit 175-185 sounds good for 5'11"

really depends on your goals, if you want to be just normal weight then i'd say anywheres between 150-170 is normal weight for 5'11".
