Generally, you shouldn't be lifting more than an hour a day.If you want to lose weight, then increase you cardio and lower you carb intake.

>>69465agreei am a slow gainer too and i started like you. do 10 min or less of cardio a day and create an alternating schedule of 1 hour lift days and 30 min lift days. it also helps to take 1-2 days off a week. try doing complex movements like dead lifts. make sure you are getting enough calories too.
