I was doing this exercise right here except I didn't have my arms down on my sides I had them straight out in front of me and I was lifting my back up off the ground a tiny bit too but I held it for almost a minute and then I started getting really sharp pains in my traps running down my shoulders/back. Is that normal?

this wasn't ordinary muscle fatigue btw. it was an extremely sharp pain that lasted for 2 or 3 minutes, for a second I thought my muscles were being ripped from the bone. the pain has subsided now but did I almost injure myself?

keep your shoulders on the ground and then do the flutter kicks with your legs. quit bitching about the pain.
