>>198816 I single arm snatch 100 lbs. on a barbell, box pistol squat 105 lbs., I can do 8 glute-ham raises in a row, 20 jump squats at 100 lbs., I throw a 15 lbs. plate around 10-14 meters, a standing horizontal leap around 10 feet, and have a 28-32 inch standing vertical. Upper body work mostly pushups and pullups. I weigh 150 lbs., and am 5'10".
