Dude don't plan on losing more than a 1lb a week once ur weight stabilizes from exercising, Anyways It has been found that exercising at a moderate pace, not a vigorous pace as would be expected, works best for fat loss. The assholes are right eating right will help, stay away from any soda, chips, fried foods, fast foods, anything that looks like i would be a bad idea (honey buns) prolly are a bad idea. I've been 300 since I was in 9th grade, last I checked I wasn't lazy unless playing rugby is considered a lazy sport. Playing sports once your at school will help you find friends who are active and will help to keep you active. From four years of wrestling I found jump roping for minutes on end for like 30minutes can be quite good for burning extra calories. Anyways if you have any extra questions send me an aim message.
