Hey /fit/.So last week I decided to restrict my calories a lot more than I had been for the past couple of months and I lost around 10lbs...so far this week I'm down like 2.5.Is that lack of ANOTHER 10lbs normal? I'm guessing I'll lose less and less as I go on, but I'm not sure.
Yup, you must have lost water weight and a healthy amount of weight loss is 2lbs. So you're good.
