Does anyone know a proven or any decent program to increase my vertical leap. I want to dunk or at least come close to it(who doesnt). I dont want to spend money on some jump soles or something like that. I have a gym membership and thats all.

get your full squat to 2xbw and then come back

in order to dunk you have to work your posterior chain and have low bodyfat(depending on your height). So you have to do exercises such as squats, deadlifts, glute ham raises and calf raises for lower body, and for upper bench press. chin ups, dips etc. Eat clean, lots of protein and just try to develop your strength. Then once you can squat 2 times you body weight look up plyometric exercises which help you become faster.

I could dunk at 6ft before I had even heard of SQUATZ. Every day after school I would try to hit the ceiling with my elbow about a few hundred times. Could go from barely touching the rim to being able to fold my wrist over it in about 6 weeks.
