Hey /fit/,

I'm trying to get stronger then I am, here are my stats.

Squat: 315x10
Bench: 195x10
Powerclean: 200x10
Deadlift 255x5

Now, I need some supplements, because I know some people that have seen great results with them. 100% Whey Protein, Muscle Milk, N.O Explode, anyone one know if those are any good?

I've heard bad things about Creatine, but I'm not sure what to expect.

Looks like you are on a bodybuilding routine with the 10 rep sets. If you lower the reps, raise the total number of sets and the weight that you use, your numbers will shoot up. Then your 10 rep totals will also go up.

Yeah, those are just my best of the 10 rep system I have going on. I'm pretty sure I can go up to 375 on squat and the rest would go up higher too. When I "test" myself, I usually go for 10 reps.

Every supplement you have just mentioned works pretty well. Though I've heard mixed reviews about NO XPLODE. I'm thinking about getting it myself.

As for Creatine it is one of the few supplements that actually work.

The problem with me mostly is that I'm not always 'pumped' to go weight lifting, I just kind of start.

Evidently NO XPLODE helps you get pumped.

And increases your focus and supposedly increases your vascularity. I've seen people on it with huge ass veins popping out of them.

I'll have to look into it, I'll be heading to GNC tonight.

The great thing about Creatine is that you'll have impressive size and strength gains, but the bad thing is once you quit, it starts to fade away.

ANY 100% whey protein will work. they like to add tricks to bring the price up. buy all elements separately to save $. Whey, you may add glutamine and BCAA's if you can afford. Add creatine to grape juice and consume separate from protein by over an hour.

NO-XPLODE fucking rules - but its pricey. Bout 35 w/shipping for less than one months supply. I was taking 2 scoops before every workout for 3 months and I saw significant gains. It is a good supplement and gets you JACKED to go to the gym. It tastes pretty good too - I recommend grape.

It's called warming up.

Creatine is worthless, in my opinion... Basically, it just gives you water weight that go between your muscles, which make you look bulkier, but not really be bulkier. It also goes away once you stop using it constantly. I also had a weird experience with it, and had diarrhea for a while... I also felt that my face was fatter. I dunno, maybe it was just my bad experience, but yeah.

Creatine is the nectar of the GODS MOTHERFUCKER! YOU TAKE THAT SHIT BACK!

Also, urdoinitwrong. Creatine is not a suppository.

I remeber reading somewhere that the effects of creatine are negated if taken with caffeine and i'm sure this is a component of NOXPLODE

N.O.Explode has creatine in it you dummy.

MRI Black Powder is vastly superior to NO-XPLODE.

Depicted are the supplemental facts of MRI Black Powder.

I stack NO-XPLODE, Cellmass & Nitrix.

Have seen some decent results.

I seriously doubt the long term results of using creatine. It seems like any tardface that has used it is zomg swole when they use it but rather normal when they're off of it.
