Eventually, my left hip would start complaining at the end of the day with a small continuous pain, it was very small so i ignored it at first. Once it got more noticeable, it was time to go with the doc.
I had some x-rays done, the doc saw them and he told me that i would develop osteoarthritis in my left hip because it didn't heal properly and its misshaped, i'll eventually need to get it replaced through surgery. The more i use my articulation, the faster it'll be.
This meant a goodbye to jogging, squats, soccer and intensive walking, which eventually led me to start gaining a bit of weight (which i shouldnt get back, i should stay as lean as possible in order to keep weight away from my hip).
The question is, what cardiovascular activities can i do in order to stop gaining fat weight without fucking my hip in the process?, i've heard that swimming is a good choice but i dont have pools nearby.
Thanks for the help!
tl;dr im developing osteoarthritis in my left hip, which cardio activity suits me?
