I have a pooch on my lower tummy. What exercises do you do to get rid of it. I'm mainly alone, so I won't have a partner to help me out or make sure I'm doing it right!

The more it wears you out the better! I wanna feel the burn.

Running will lower your body fat %. Doing core strength training will give you better looking abdominal muscles. When the body fat % is down you will uncover your beautiful abdominals and it will be glorious.

Do you slouch all the time?
I have 10% body fat and I still had a belly pooch, and I couldn't figure out how to get rid of it, and when I started working on my posture, it magically disappeared.
It was the greatest incentive never to go back to slouching again. Plus my back feels amazing.

I still have a slight pooch when I sit straight. I try to sit straight natually. Makes me feel better than everyone!
