Hello /fit/ First post on this board, just a quick question
I'm about 6'1 and 160 pounds, A twig basicly. What is away to get some muscle tone so I don't look so fragile.

You mean you want to gain some muscle, and that's easy start eating 6 small meals a day that equal anything from 2,000 - 2,600 calories, and exercise doing 1 or 2 muscle groups a day. (you see muscle doesn't grow when you're working out but on the rest period). Also be sure to have some cardio 2 - 3 times a week.

Do this while eating as much as you fucking can (no cookies, make sure to get your proteins). Guaranteed mass muscle gain assuming you don't fuck up miserably.
