Okay halp /fit/Im trying to train my abs but i have this little belly around my belly-hair region.HOW DO I REMOVE THIS PIECE OF SHIT?Im doing crunches and stuff and like the upper part of my abs are a little bit visible but then i have this chunk of fat on the bottom and it looks like shit.How do i train my pecks, abs and REMOVE THIS BELLY the fastest way at home?
