Those numbers don't make any sense at all.
light = under 50%heavy = over 50%reps:50-65% = 6reps 3 sets65-75% = 4reps 3 sets75-85% = 3 reps 3 sets85-95% = 2 reps 2 sets
just go heavy on everything, amirite?
