Alright /fit/,I started out at 225lbs (5'9") last year around january, I'm now down to 140lbs. The problem I have now is that I weigh a lot less but I still have a saggy belly and ass. I tried crunches and lifting and whatnot but it only made it slightly worse and the benching almost made my moobs come back. I am doing some basic lifting stuff, nothing extreme (about 25 mins a day).Is there a better way to go about toning this fat out?
