Hey /v/

I'm 18 years old, 5ft 8, 157lb (11.2stone) BMI 23.7, approx 17.5% body fat according to one of those BMI machines.

I'm trying to lose some fat around my stomach and have developed a fitness regime and diet plan to do this. Will this help me lose it?

Wake up; swim breaststroke/frontcrawl for 30minutes before breakfast.
Breakfast: Bowl of Rice Krispies
Lunch: Random sammmmmiccchhh
Dinner: Roast
Snacks: None, but maybe fruit.

Will possibly visit gym once a week for casual lift, running and x-trainage.

Also diet is completely wrong and personally i dont think swimming is that great for a cardio workout compared to running, you're light enough to handle it.

Crunches are for toning, not for weight loss.

You can't spot reduce weight, so no matter how many crunches you do, it will not change a thing. However it can build definition.
