Hello /fit/. It occured to me today after feeling excessively beat after my workout today that I may be trying to squeeze to many exercises into a 45 minute period. Should I split up my workout or continue with this setup? This isn't my only day, I do have a lower body day as well but that one has far less exercises (squats, more squats etc). The setup in question is

Dumbbell Bench Press x3 (and one warmup set)
Skullcrushers x3
Chin ups x2
Lat pull downs x2
Preacher curls x3
Bent-over rows x4 (alternating overhand and underhand grip)
Military press x3
Shrugs x3

That's not too many. Think about what you're eating beforehand, try eating complex carbs like whole wheat pasta an hour-hour and a half before, and then eat an apple on the way in, and you'll have fuckloads of energy ready to go during your workout.
