I'm on my third day of that diet, and I'm still finding things a little bit overwhelming. I'm having trouble specially with the meals that I take out of home (not being able to eat bread or more than a few grams of peanuts or milk kinda ruined all my snacks). Up until now I'm still experimenting with different things at breakfast; Eggs are good, like you said. Tuna with olive oil and peas is fast and tasty. And fried meat with cream and mushrooms is very nice too. Oh well, sorry for not being able to help, I'm kinda lost too.
