That's what I was thinking, water weight, but the fact that I am constantly shoving food down my throat from the time I get up to 3 hours before I sleep, even though it's all healthy food and only 2000 calories, it feels like I am eating waaay too much, I don't know. Should I eat less, eventhough I KNOW I shouldn't, it FEELS like I should. The cheat day was just the icing on the cake that made me feel like I gained weight.
