ok I am 5'11 and I weigh about 215. Not incredibly fat but I am tired of not being cut. I need a workout plan including a diet with good ideas on shakes etc as I really wanna be healthy. I have access to a full gym with a shit ton of equipment. Please help /fit/. Pic related as it is what I would like to look like when its all said and done. Please help! o and I am 23 years old.

You have to find the courage and determination to pursue your well being. Your lack thereof has gotten you to where you are now. What you want is a low fat/no fat high-carb diet and you want to do at least 30 minutes of cardio everyday.

Tell me a decent work out plan and a decent diet to research and I would be more then fucking happy to. I am already going to the gym everyday for an hour doing the treadmill elliptical and swimming. But I know that's not enough just don't know which machines/free weights are good to do in what rotation.
