y hallo thar /fit/I was wondering if doing too many pullups in a day could outweigh the benifits of just doing like 3 sets a day.Right now I can barely do 2 because my weight is > my strength but I want to be able to do more so I've just been doing them whenever I can.so TL;DR Lots of pullups/chinups or just a few sets
