The body is adaptive. You've simply become used to eating at that specific time and at no other. This is why many people end up avoiding breafkast thinking there are no real adverse effects.
Try mixing up milkshakes with fruit and yoghurt to give you a temporary means of nutrition. Try to at least snack on good things; nuts, fruit, vegetable sticks, anything. Light exercise could encourage you to eat more.
More generally? Find something you enjoy and build around it. Try to, perhaps, eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. This will make your metabolism more active.
Most importantly, I think, is you've fallen out of the habit. Once you get back into the routine, it will probably come back as easily to you as sleeping at regular times.
