it's pretty much all genetics, i do quite a bit of lifting but all it did was cut the fat as you can see on the pics.

Hey OP, I actually plan to cut on February (bulking hard right now). What does your routine look like to get that definition?

Also, I'll even consider using pro-hormone cycles if that's what you did. I've been contemplating it for a while, but I've educated myself to a point to know that it's perfectly fine provided you use the right dosages/PCT...etc.

Any info you can share will be greatly appreciated.

Push your limits on volume/frequency. Don't fear over training, but be cognizant of when it happens. Adjust your programming accordingly. Build up work capacity with a fucking TON on GPP. This establishes your base for getting bigger and stronger.

Oh and of course eat a ton and sleep a ton. Recovery is 90% of the battle. Improve recovery methods and use foam rollers, active recovery, etc.

Remember, he's doing westside type training. So all of this include chain work, band work, etc. Westside focuses on the big lifts. Any accessory or supplementary work is important to do, but not typically mentioned.

To get that body, the GM, squat, dead, and bench should be the focus. Bringing up those numbers will naturally cause you to work the weak points and whatnot.

Example: Weak Dl off floor. Solution: more quads. Front squats.

Weak lockout on bench. Solution: more triceps.

Etc. It pretty much takes care of itself if you know the principles.
