I propose that on the 3rd of every month you post your stats. By stats I mean weight, hieght and gains in the exercises that you deem important. I think this will be a good way for those people who fucking suck at keeping up with their workouts to stay with it.

With that said, I'll start:

250 lbs at 4 sets of 8 reps (that's 8x4 right?). It's on a machine thoug, so I'm sure the mechanical advantage is helping me out a lot. Sometimes I have to bump the weight down around 200-215 for the last set or two though. The first two sets are cake, but that and doing a circuit with the rotary chest machine in it wears me down.
