Guys, good news. I just weighed my self and for the first time in 2 years, I'm under 13 stone (182 pounds for you americafags). Im currently about 12 stone 12 pounds.

The last time i weighed this amount i was a foot shorter and 16 years old.

It's all because of HIIT :)

HIIT is nice. I'm using it as a counter-balance to my muscle building right now, to avoid gaining too much fat weight while bulking up. It works out really nice, as I've been trading muscle weight for fat weight.

Something like that. The periods of extremely high intensity have been shown to induce over-recovery by the body, causing you to burn more calories than what you really needed to in order to recover. Works out nicely, I must say.
