Alright, I'm posting a thread in a continuation of yesterday. I'm the 24 year old supporting his 21 year old brother, and looking to join the army. I worked pretty hard on a workout routine, but I need some more help with obliques and back

Current "Rest" day routine (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)

Morning:
Reverse Pushup Pyramid (Wide)
As many sets of Chinups as possible

Afternoon
Reverse Pushup Pyramid (Close)

Night
Reverse Pushup Pyramid (Normal)
As many sets of Chinups as possible
Do my current level of running

Bodyweight is a little different then weights. It can be done more often because the damage to the muscle isn't as great.

Bumping. I'd really appreciate any suggestions on back exercises and oblique specific exercises. Or should I just run with side v-ups and supermans in all of my workouts

if you had enough muscle to get a good challenging lifting day fit in there somewhere, i assure you you wouldn't be doing shit on a rest day except resting.

Explained in the previous thread why a gym is impossible to afford right now, but I'll go again.

I'm currently 24 years old, working full time to support my brother who is in college. I pay the rent, for food, for both our expenses in everything. Along with this, I'm paying off my own student loan and for laser eye surgery so I can join the military. I have maybe 80$ in "Savings" at the end of each month, and I'll struggle from being in debt once my eyes are fixed. Because of this, I just can't afford a gym right now, and I don't have the room in our small basement suite for anything more then some dumbbells.

This situation made me turn to bodyweight, along with the fact that it's the primary way to prepare for the military. Once I get in, I plan to make full use of the base gym, trust me.

I should add that I am checking craigslist for some dumbbells.

>I'm the 24 year old supporting his 21 year old brother,
How did you become such a strong person to be able to do so much?

Bicycle crunches and the captains chair according to that. It lists other exercises you might want to add.
