Don't know if this is strictly /fit/-related, but I have incredible problems with my sleeping patterns.

I'll go to sleep at 12:00-1:00-ish, and often just not be able to drop off, to the extent where i'm up 'til 4:00 or something before I do. This is most nights. I then of course wake up godawfully late or having wasted half the day or whatever.

I don't have anything caffeinated late at nights, so it's just insomnia, I guess?
It's sort of a vague question, but can /fit/ suggest anything to help?

Picture absolutely unrelated.

having 1-2 mg of melatonin will reset your circadian rhythm. it's naturally occurring in your head to make you sleepy, it's just having some extra of it. it's cheap too, a bottle of 60 for under 10$. just don't get dependent on it OK?

Hah. Maybe one day when i'm not in a situation where being sleep-deprived wouldn't really fuck me over when i'm working, which at the moment is always, i'll try it.

Alright, i'll certainly look into that if this continues.
And with that, goodnight.
See you guys at hopefully some time earlier than 11-a-bloody-clock.
