hey /fit/,
I'm trying to eat healtheir, but I'm having trouble adjusting to a better diet. The biggest obstacle for me is just how busy I am. I travel a lot and I work long hours so sometimes I have to eat all three meals at work or skip two meals in one day. Does anybody have any suggestions to make it easier to eat healthy when I'm not at home?

Make sandwiches in the morning and wrap them up?

hmm, that would work if I had a cooler, but it sucks to carry a big cooler around all day. Plus, it would get kind of boring.

Pre cook things for days worth every week then pack them.

Or if you are lazy buy meal replacement supplement like EAS Myoplex. It's like drinking a whole meal within a minute or so.

How do you travel? Do you have a kind of job that you may be allowed snacking throughout the day? Do you bring your food to work, or do you eat out?

Cooler lunch bags aren't that bad at all, actually. Just make sure you have a lot of variety and veggies. You don't have to stick with sandwiches, but even home made stuff is good too.
