Ok, so i just started lifting/working out. Ive been reading a few articles and am confused on something: how often should i lift? every other day? lift, wait two days, then lift again? Confused on what to do...

stop working out it's not worth it. i thought it would get me chicks and confidence but the only thing it did was make everyone more confrontational with me. any time i would go after a chick some douche would always try to cock block. it was weird watching all my friends change around me. we used to laugh and make fun of each other, get high and just have a good time. but no everyone is so scared of offending me or they treat me as if i'm there to protect them if they get their asses in trouble... if it wasn't for the pump i would have taken another path but sadly i'm addicted. don't let this happen to you OP.
