sup /fit/

I have a question. Im going to invest in a multivitamin to supplement my weight training, and I was thinking about getting "animal pak." Here's my question...Should I spend the extra money on "animal pak" or would a "mens one a day" multivitamin be sufficient?
>> Anonymous
Animal Pak works, but it is meant for professionals so be careful.
>> Anonymous
Yeah I use Animal Pak, but I am also very serious about my workouts, so if you are going to get it make sure you workout hardcore brah, also your pee is like glow in the dark and color like the yellow on the bottle.

Its a good multivitamin...but the pills are fucking huge

I take animal pak and i love it but it is not a multivitamin i would recommend unless you are weight training seriously or doing some other rigorous exercise. Also i take a separate regular multivitamin on off days because animal pak is overkill on any day besides training days.

OP here, why do you say that it's overkill? Do they have really strong performance enhancers...or whats the deal?

Animal Pak is a multivitamin?

No they're just little plastic baggies filled with magic muscle building candies that just happen to be full of vitamins and minerals.

Yes, stak is the bullshit testosterone booster

You are not unique or special in any way for taking Animal Pak. It is a multivitamin, end of story.

have you done your fucking research? Just look at that damn nutrition info. 1667% vitamin c wtf?

Lifters actually need more Vitamin C than that. I don't take Animal Pack anymore, but even it didn't have enough Vitamin C. I take a multivitamin, fish oils, and Vitamin C daily. You should get 3g of C if you are lifting.

Why? Does that fact also pertain to people who also do a lot of cardio related stuff? Aka, cyclists?

i've never had an animal product that i didn't get great results from.

i love pak. i do animal stak when bulking (sometimes with pak)
animal test is even better but very pricey

i have some animal cuts coming in the mail (yeah i know i'm off schedule with teh bulking / cutting ) hopefully it'll live up to the name as well

good investment op, the horse pills relax your gag reflex so you can take in more cock.

enjoy your throat rape.

tbh i wouldn't suggest using them unless you're competitively lifting weights/boby building....

You can get all you need from a good diet... they are meant for those who are professional body builders it even says so on the site.

I think it's a waste of money and can do more harm than good if you don't work out really hard and use up all the shit that's in it

Hey OP. I skimmed the previous posts and have personal experience with the product. Animal Pak is really effective. I took the ten thousand pills that come in the little baggie as directed and then started throwing around a sandbag like a stupid fucking retard driven monster. The reason you see the thousands of percents is because the daily vitamin values are scaled very low (in most cases) for safety purposes. If you have a balanced diet then it is possible to get a lot of the vitamins you need but being poor and having picky tastes can fuck you over in this department. It is a multivitamin product (more like 9 in one) and you can use it all the time if you decide to do so, a lot of the vitamins in there are best taken on a daily basis (it has a lot of the harder minerals involved in naturally boosting testosterone) but I do feel wary of taking it on non-training days. Something about swallowing 9 horse pills and going to watch TV just doesn't seem right, lol. It's cheap and you can get it online for half price most of the time.

I take Animal Pak, but I train 6 days a week, up to 90 minutes a day, and have a strict diet. I mostly take it because of my diet - I want to make sure I'm getting all the vitamins I need while eating under 2200 calories a day, in the area of 1700.

I don't feel any different taking them, honestly. They are huge and your piss does turn fluorescent, which is cool.

If you consume too much of a vitamin, you piss it out. To OD and get sick of a vitamin, you have to taken 1000s of mgs, far more than is in even an entire canister of Animal Pak.

And then, worst case scenario is generally just diarrhea.

That's true for certain vitamins but the harder minerals I am skeptical about.

The only thing found in vitamins that tends to be a concern is Iron. If you call poison control and tell them your kid ate a jar of vitamins they will ask if it has Iron. If it does, you go to the hospital for a stomach pump. If it doesn't they tell you not to worry about it.

That's just sick.
In most European countries, multivitamins aren't allowed to provide more than 100% RDA for any given vitamin or mineral.

you have to watch out for fat soluble vitamins like A and D. Water soluble vitamins like C are urinated out in excess.

Protip: did you know that the first vitamin ever isolated was Vitamin B - an amine. Chemists decided to call these essential molecules vital-amines, vitamins. Unfortunately, no other vitamins aside from B are amines... even chemists are retards!

Not OP, but what in Animal Pak isn't excreted if taken in excess? I know Vitamin A and D are stored in your liver, but what else?
>> Anonymous
>>417698

I don't think you have to worry about it, they only put massive amounts of the stuff that is water soluble. (stuff that you will piss out)

animal pak is far more than the average person needs. Animal pak is far about what teh above average person needs. There are maybe 10,000 people in the world who need animal pak and they're all fucking huge.
>> Anonymous
I just started taking it, it seems pretty clutch and I really like the energy it gives. It is pricey tho and you do indeed piss out A LOT of it.

P.S their support hotline is dumb as fuck.

An email from this morning:

No, you will not urinate out the minerals in Animal Pak.

I wasn't referring to getting fat, I was asking if any of the supplements in the vitamins are water non-soluble, i.e they wont be expelled from the body in urine if not utilized by the body. Do you know if there are any water non-soluble?
