One in the early morning and then one afterwork for awhile.What should I do in the morning and what shoudl I do after work?I'm 6'0 215 (when I weighed myself 2 weeks ago) and I exercise 3-5 times a week. I just quit smoking (after 8 years) 3 weeks ago so my jogging/running is weak.
