One leg squats?
I'd like to know if they can be a moderate substitute for squatting with weights?

Also, how much you weight and how much you can squat with weights and how many with one leg?

Me:

~20 each leg (depends on exhaustion and food etc.)
85kg with weights / 187 lbs
i weight 74 kg / 163 lbs

Moderate substitute, but they can only take you so far. Hold something heavy overhead or something if you have no real weights, I guess.

I've never really done one-legged squats for reps except once a long time ago when I first tried them, I could do around 10.. now I'm sure I could easily get over 20.. maybe I'll try in the future..

Are you saying you can do a one-legged squat with 187lbs? Or is that your normal squat?

Never tried one-legged squats with weights.. normal squat is 315lbs @ 150lb BW

hmm, did 20 on each leg at one point, then I realized that it was stupid to go for that sort of rep range and started doing proper weighted squats, only exception is doing one legged once with a 24kg kettelbell for 5x5 each leg.
With normal squats I've done 3x140 kg(atg), never did a one rep max

Don't know what you consider very light. Weight, as said before, is 150. 5'4".
