ok OP, you're in luck. I've lost over a 100 pounds the past couple of years. Here's some guidelines to consider.

-losing weight takes time. Do not give up because you do no see results, just keep doing it and stop being a whiny faggot.

-most important rule: it's not what you eat but how much you eat and what time. Your metabolism slows down later in the day (like after 7pm) avoid eating big meals right before you go to bed as this just turns into fat. If your hungry for a late night snack, grab a bottle water and a banana.

-if you drink soda, dear god stop. In fact, eat as little sugar as possible. The body releases a hormone that makes you store more fat instead of burning it when you take in a ton of sugar

- Avoid red meat, this tends to have more saturated fat and other bad things. Go for white turkey/chicken.

-take some time out and exercise at least 30 minutes a day 3-5 times a week. Yea I know it sucks but twist to where it's fun. Paint balling anyone? If you love listening to music, then do it while jogging or walking. Be creative, The first two weeks are going to suck but after that, you'll enjoy it

-eat a ton of fiber, drink lots of water and eat tons of fruits and vegetables. These food helps metabolize and filter junk out of your system, including fat.

-make your own food instead of eating out. If you actually sat down and took the time to see how horrible the food is when you eat out, you would never have someone else cook your food. Take like 30 minutes and do some research of reading nutrition values and understand daily calorie recommended intake. Just for laughs, find out some of the nutrition values of some restaurants.

These are just some pointers that come in mind

I know you don't want to hear this but losing weight isn't something that happens overnight, it's a lifestyle change. Once you get it down for a couple weeks, You won't even notice the change anymore

to lose pounds you should engage in an exercise that increases your heart rate for about 45 minutes. Walking is nice for burning off extra calories in the day but I would suggest jogging (or some other activity that gets you moving, you kids like dancing and the ddr shit? Great way to lose weight and have fun). I started off jogging as much as I could (back when I was a fatty) and when I got tired I would just walk until I could jog again. Using your big muscles helps you burn more calories (so anything that using your legs is good), also pumping your arms while running will help you run better and burn even more calories.

That doesn't make any sense. Aerobics uses a greater percentage of fat for its fuel than interval training, so if it used more energy it would burn more fat.

I also forgot to mention that getting your eight hours of sleep is important. Allot of what goes on chemically in your body happens when you have a good nights sleep. All your exercising and eating right will be at half fold if you don't sleep right.

Also to note: One thing I found to help me lose weight was eating Turkey dogs. Look at the net values and a stick is nothing but protein and 40 calories. No fats and no saturated fat. The only thing to really watch out for was the sodium but that isn‘t a problem unless you have high blood pressure.

Turkey dogs with wheat buns, lots of veggies and fruits were the staple of my diet.

-also avoid cheese, it seems that Americas culture is nothing but white bread, red meat and cheese. Nothing but fat/saturated fat and carbohydrates.

-If you have to have cheese, go for mozzarella as this is made with skim milk and allot better for you too. Cottage cheese is also a nice replacement.
