How many times your bodyweight would you say is a decent amount to be able to benchpress? Deadlift?

In before numerous posts accusing me of doing only benchpresses and deadlifts. I'm not.

Granted, but there's got to be some kind of ballpark mathematics that can be applied. I mean that's why competitive lifters are separated into weight classes.

I mean generally as you gain muscle mass you gain strength, so if you're not a fat fuck or a twigboy some kind of body weight multiple should do.
