yes, because I've gained 27 pounds since when this pic was taken (180 then, 207 now @ 6'0"), and have less body fat and can run like the fucking wind, but I'm a lazy fuck and I'm eating so I don't want to take a pictoor. also my mom has my camera and my family just fucking moved to japan so i don't know how i'm getting it back.

in any case, neither you nor I are "massive" as your subject suggests. it is also tough to distinguish "condition" as such. are we talking about being able to run on hills and run medium-long distances? fight for long periods of time? lift more weight? then I probably have you beat. If you swim, if you sprint, you most likely are in 'better condition.' It's a stupid argument.

Im 6'2" and i want to be a lean 190, maybe a little more after seeing your pic. Im currently 170... What workout routine and diet plan did you use?

Im currently pounding down 12 eggs a day (6 + oatmeal in the morning, 6 + oatmeal at night) 4 yolks all together. Usually have a PB and J or tuna sandwhich before workout. Then a turkey burger with veggies/rice/beans/potatoes afterwords. My routine right now is:

You've made a lot of progress! I have seen both chest pics though, and unfortunately the critiques are right. Don't get me wrong, you've made great strides everywhere in your physique, but when you have serratus and intercostal development like yours, you really need to bring your chest up to par. It's lagging behind a bit. Try doing some serious outer pec work... extra-wide grip bench presses would help, to bring out that fullness like in the ideal pic you posted.

You've done well though, don't give up!

On the contrary, I have been following the exercises of that guy and although you would like to believe he can't bench more than 20kg he is actually ultimate, his routine consisting of not only weights and cardio but every possible bodyweight exercise, from fast muscle ups to plyometrics.
