Sup /fit/
I have been taking Creatine for a week everyday now. Usually 1.75mg before workouts(1 Pill) and 1.75 after. I am wondering if its addictive or about any health concerns I should know about. Or maybe if I should up my dosage.

ya you need to do some more research

you need to load up with about 20g a day
for a week, then take 5g a day after that first week

and its not addictive.....just make sure you drink lots of water for it to work properly

anything else we should know ? all these supplements say not enough studies ect... to prove this is harmful, so im question is what are you personal experiences concerning this supplement.

You don't *need* to.. personally anything over 5g gave me bad diarrhea, so I skip the loading phase, which isn't necessary, though it is faster.

OP here
Thanks, guys also whats the big difference between Krealkaline and Creatine?
>> Anonymous
wasnt there the side effect that once you stop taking it you lose all the water muscle and your muscles get saggy?
>> Anonymous
why would you stop taking it?

and no, the answer is... no that doesn't happen

5g=how many tablespoon(s) of creatine mono?
>> Anonymous
that depends on the brand, or is it has other things in it besides Creatine. most of time though its 1 tsp. It should say on the tub.
>> Anonymous
1.5 tbsp exactly

Fuck, I meant teaspoon

no one is overthinking anything.....the reason you load is to saturate your muscles and then after a week you just take 5g to keep the creatine levels up

ITT

Majoring in the minor

the difference creatine, in either of the 'two ways of taking it' will make over the course of a lifter's career in nil

this

creatine is a such a newfag designer drug

protip: it hardly does shit after first month. and then never again. the rest is placebo.

before you get all haughty "hey brah a friend of mine..." its called placebo. read a journal or 2
