ALL photos in magazines, publicity shots, etc, are shooped. I know, I get paid great money to do it.
On this photo, all that was probably done was skin clean up to get rid of any imperfections. They always do too much on the face, which they did here. Also, you can't shoop this one as much because the light is so harsh. Harsh light = tough edges to conceal when shooping.
There might be some minor burning done to make her back cuts look deeper, but judging by other photos of her available, this is not shooped significantly in regards to making her appear more fit.
