Better Ab exercise? Mid Tonedish
Well right now I work out 3 times a week 2 muscle groups per each day and end every work out with my 300 set of abs (100 crunches, 100 butterfly crunches , 100 pull crunches (I probably got the last 2 names completely wrong but what they do is work upper abs and lower abs for the 2 other sets)

anywho Im seeing really good results but Im having a hard time losing the side area/love handle area, right now when I flex I can see muscle definition and such but its still needs more training. Any suggestions/ ab exercises / anything that is good to really see results? (Also rule out anything diet wise that would consist of eating anything dairy I have allergys to it , and peanuts and eggs : ( )

Side bends. It might just be water, does it ripple easy?

if you asking as far as juggle on the body yea its some of the only areas I have left that do that , but I feel solid mass in those areas when I still touch them as well.


Stupid question how do you do a proper side bend? Any visual aid (I need to see it in order to know how to do it proper)
