how does one get the diabeetus?is it genetic? someone in my family has ithow should i safeguard against it?it seems that many healthy looking people get it, along with many lardos as well
Follow GI? I'd go see your GP to get advice if you think you may have a family tendency.
There are a couple of different types of it, depending on what your body metabolizes well and what it doesn't. Each type correlates with a certain food type, simple carbs and proteins being the two that I know of, but I bet others are out there.
Type 1 is genetic I think. To avoid type 2 just don't let yourself become obese, especially if you're over 35.
how do you have the time to find a site like this and post on it without being able to research something as general and well-published as diabetes? you are a fucktard and no one should humor you, or the masses of other posters like you, with a response.
You are at risk if you smoke, drink, are a fatty, dont exercise, have high blood pressure, eat unhealthily, have a relative who has it.
the 3 biggest risk factors are age, fitness, and family historyif you're over 40, overweight and have an immediate family member with it, you will get it.
you catch the beetus from toilet seats and door knobs
