Is this a bad change?
One month ago I quit any liquid with calories in it besides the occasional water I flavor up with some lemonade powder that I have whenever I feel like (It's been 5 days since I've had one).
I have a single serving of red meat every week if I can find a nice price on round steak (I just like round steak...) and split it with my dog. Mostly chicken and salmon (Single servings)
No more white flour for me, so that means no more noodles or chips.
I never found potatoes very appetizing so that isn't a problem.
I found a place that sells in bulk so I have a cup of steamed broccoli every meal I eat, and a cup of string beans whenever I feel like it.
I run with my dog twice a day, at least 30 minutes.

What would you change or add?

This looks excellent. Just make sure you're balancing your nutrition.

Add more vegetables, fresh mostly. They have a load of micronutrients your body craves. Fruit as well; apples are known to help keep BF down oth in cutting and in bulking.

Brown Rice for healthy carbs if you are going for 50/30/20.

Alternatives proteine sources to vary a bit; tempeh, tofu for low carb solutions; any beans/sprouts for medium carbs solution.

But its still looking darn good, just vary a bit so that you get all micronutrients and dont get tired of the taste!

that seems pretty good. if you want flavor to your drinks buy some emergen-C(flavored powder) and mix it into a bottle of water. it tastes great and has alot of vitamins, and its definately not bad for you in anyway. tangerine is the best flavor IMO.

oh and also with your meals add a small salad to the end of it. lunch and dinner for me include my fish or chicken, like 1/2-1 cup of veggies and a small salad.
the salad will help in metabolism if you eat it after your protein and veggies.

More red meat and weight training with heavy compound lifts :P.

I will add more varieties, just waiting until my next paycheck. I got Broccoli and Green Beans first 'cause I get cravings. I love tofu so I'll find recipes other than frying it in olive oil or eating it uncooked.

I will google that and see if there is a place I shop at they offer it. Iceberg isn't my favorite but I do like Romaine, so that means it's worse for me, right?

iceberg has no nutritional value whatsoever.
i eat romaine as well, it has a lot of nutrients. just beware of the amount of dressing you pour all over it. thats the only thing you need to watch out for.

p.s i buy my emergen-C from my local Mothers Market. but i know alot of vitamin stores and supplement stores sell them, even sports chalet and sports stores sell them near their register.

whoa... what's the sauce on that image?

I like sandwiches of romaine lettuce, tomato and some pepper. If I was going to have a salad I'd just use a little olive oil since it gets everywhere.

There is a Walgreens that sells Emergen-C about a quarter of a mile from my house.

you know you're pissing out at least half of those pills right?

yes i am fully aware that you end up pissing about half of the excess vitamins out. but thats because when you drink a lot of it your body has a surplus of the vitamins and you end up pissing neon yellow. but none the less your still getting alot of vitamins.

Mostly good but I would carb-up on complex carbs 1-2 days a week.

wait doesn't your body need carbs for energy?

I would suggest living life.
