/fit/, I need a good diet. Im only 155Lbs and I'm 5'10". But I could lose 5 pounds or so to help me out with my competitve sports. I already only drink water and try not to snack. Anymore tips?

OP here: I'm sure i have reall strong abs underneath this layer of fat, i do atleast 200 diffrent types of sit-ups a day, like one leg up, both legs up and reach for your toes, full crunch jack knife... i Just want to be able to see them lsot this fat and be faster.

I'm a powerlifter, and we have weight categories. If I drop, like, 2-3 kilos I'd be in a lighter category and thus get a better chance to win.

The average height in his weight class would probably be like 5'6-5'8. He'd be screwed on everything. He would have an advantage in the super heavyweight though, at 300+ pounds

find what's work best for you, personally paleo diet is amazing for me at 60% fat, 20-25% protein, 15-20% carbs
