Hello /fit/.

When you stand up strait with your feet facing forward your knees are facing forward as well right? I'm wondering because when my feet face foward my kneecaps turn in towards each other. I'm wondering if this is normal or if my legs are all out of alignment. I'm also wondering if this might be the reason I have horrible ankle pains every now and then.

I've had these pains ever since I was little. Most of the time the pain is between my ankle and my knee but I've had it where the pain was so bad it shot up my whole leg and this causes my calfs to seize up and I have to limp around. A couple of times it's affected both my legs and I had to crawl around the house because the pain was that bad. Sometimes I wonder if cutting them off would feel less painful.

An hero is the only option.

Sorry, just thought I'd let a little /b/tard response out because I have no idea.

No worry for the /b/tardness. It gave me a chuckle.

But really this problem sucks and I'd rather not have another sleepless night because my leg pains are too horrible.

every human is slightly x-legged.
It's an adaption to our upright walking style.
Monkeys don't have that.
So yes, it is normal that your knees point inwards.
However the pain you described is not normal of course.
Get that checked by a orthopedian or similar.
Maybe one of your legs is shorter than the other ?
Common problem that can cause a lot of trouble.

No I'm sure that both my legs are roughly the same size. I'm sure there is always some little difference in height. I wish I had money and/or insurance to go see a doctor. Last time I did I spent $117 to get "Oh it's nothing you'll be fine." Fuck it.

Thats what my mom and grandma always said but even with correct foot ware I had the pain come at completely random times. Sometimes it comes after being on my feet all day. Last night it happened when I was sitting at the computer.
