Do more reps with less weight to get rid of the fat. To gain muscle, do around 10 reps of one weight and keep on adding more.

Decrease recovery time between sets.

Before lifting, flex the muscles you'll be working as hard as you can for around 15
seconds.

If you do buy protein bars, eat them after you work out and not before.

may i ask where you figured this out?
the cholestoral is almost all in the yolk which means if you dont eat the yolk your sorted.
im gonna have a heart attack soon enough anyway tbh... i do alot of excercise but apart from eating a decent amount of carbs and protien and working it all off i fill my body full of crap.. and i smoke and drink alcohol regularly

Like any food, too much of it is bad for you. On a 2000 calorie diet, a single whole large egg contains 72% of your daily intake of cholesterol.

Just, don't eat so many of them, ok?

more MUSCLE=more FOOD

less FAT=less FOOD

that's the simple way of looking at it.

Pretty much to gain muscle, find out what your maintenence calories are, which are how many calories your body should get per day, and add around 500 on. When you do this, it's called bulking. When doing this, you're likely to gain a little fat with it, but you can avoid the fat gain if you eat clean foods instead of shit.

To lose fat, go on a cut. Do this after you bulk since you'll have a little extra fat on you that you'd want to get off. To do this, simply eat less calories, and increase your cardio.
