Hey /fit/, I have a carb question for you.

How can I find out how many carbs a day I should allow myself on a low carb diet aimed at cutting? How did you do it? Any recommendations for me?

I'm 5'11 and 150 pounds currently. I lift three times a week, during which day I also work my back, and I do cardio almost every day for about 30-45 minutes. I do my abs and squats every other day. If any of this info helps...

Also, in general, any low carbing tips? This is the first time I've really gotten into the low carb areas.

Somewhere there is an empty kitchen. Think of the poor kitchens people.

1. create good eating habbits, protein = 1.5 x bodyweight
2. count how many cals u intake in a day to maintain your weight.
3. add more carbs or less depending if u want to gain or loss weight.
4. weight yourself everyday. if you see no change in a week. lower carbs
