Haha yeah, i had some silly moments.
One time i was bench pressing and i couldn't get the bar up anymore despite of my efforts. So i had to get up from the bench, and kind of, let the bar roll on my tighs, then put it on the floor.
One time i completly failed to keep the barbell straight while bench pressing so plates just started dropping from the bar. Thank god i learned how to bench now.
One time, by far the most humiliating experience, is getting down for a squat and going way too deep because i didn't control my descent. The bar is deposited on the safety pins and i crawl out under the bar.
Back then when i had a bodybuilder routine i'd spend 45 minutes working my forearms and one day a guy came and said: dude with those 45 minutes u couldve trained ur whole back! also, i would stay in the gym 2 hours.
