Sup /fit/.

I have a simple question.

I'm really self conscious, and don't want to go running where there are people.

So what kind of cardio can I do in my own home? Jumping jacks?

I want to lose my extra fat around my waist and stomach, and I know that my body is a lake of fat, all parts drain equally. But I'm not over weight or anything.

6'2", 173 lb., I just think my BFP is a little high.

Jumping jacks, aerobics (any of those tae bo-esque things), or machines are your options.

Whatever you do, just make sure it puts you at your target heart rate of (230 - your age) * .7
Too much higher than that and you'll go into anaerobic mode (which isn't the end of the world...just not as effective as aerobic mode), too little and you won't be doing much at all.

Get a a skipping rope, and jump like a mother fucker until your house is filled with a sea of sweat. I guarantee results with this.

In all seriousness, that is a good suggestion. Jumping jacks, machines, etc. are also really good. You could get a treadmill or an exercycle, since they're basically the same thing as running/biking outside, but inside.

Yep I know what you mean. I used to have manboobs, and shit, running in the park was a bitch, all staring at me. But that is just you. NEWSFLASH: Nobody cares, AT ALL.

If you are that shy, try buying a DDR or Pump It Up platform and start playing 1 hour a day, starting with easy songs.

I know, I was being completely serious, sorry if that came off as sarcastic. Skipping will seriously shed fat like crazy. But you have to do a lot of it.
