yeah, true, i think it does too. but i'm pretty sure i already have some disordered eating so the trade off isn't a good idea for me until i figure that shit out.

wtf?!? you give yourself dirt days/meals so you don't go insane. your more likely to get an eating disorder if you don't.

about once a week I'll over indulge on something, but only if I have a workout day the next day. this is so I know I will have to work my ass off the next day, and have a motivating factor.
Also, I read from quite a few books that messing with your metabolism by randomly over eating (occasionally, not every day) can be good for weight loss, since it makes your body work harder to digest the extra food.

I have a cheat meal once a week... usually the weekends.

It can range from dirty cheesy mexican nachos to fast food to just a double huge helping of homemade pasta with clam sauce.

Just depends. Usually once a week though... to keep my sanity.
