Hey /fit/,I have only counted calories before as a means to lose weight, but I just started using fitday and it tells me my percentage of carbs versus fats versus proteins. So what is the ideal ratio of these three supposed to be again? I think I read somewhere it was 3:2:1 or something, but I can't remember.
Varies from person to person. For me its about 20-25% fat, 35-45% protein, and 40-45% carbs. Varies a little bit every day
40:30:30 (carbs/protein/fat) is the Zone ideal. Crossfit.com nutrition board, go lurk there.Ratios are vital.
Rofl I failed bad today. I had nothing to eat except ramen noodles so I ended up with 52/43/5 ROFL (carbs/fat/protein). Fuck I failed.
sup fags.Other than the lack of protein, I feel pretty good about this.
>>199076Yup. Keto, huh?
>>199084Yeah. My cals are also a bit low, but I'm never hungry anymore and I set 1500 calories as my BARE MINIMUM.
>>19906640:30:30 then? Thank you. My protein and fats have been about equal for the past few days and my carbs keep ending up at around 50%, so I will try to decrease those a little more.
