Anyone else get exhausted just reading this book? I read the last 40 pages or so of the squat chapter today and I've had to put the book down, get my barbell and practice what it says so many times that my legs are really tired.

Cant wait to actually get down to a gym and do my first session (probably tomorrow).

Hmmmm, the pictures of the squats on there confuse me, because of the last one.

Your chest should be leading the way up, not your ass

Ok, I see it now, it's the three exercises this program is based off of.

Military press, squat, and deadlift

Which is good, because it's a deadlift.

Excellent book. I've read it three times. I could probably read it again and learn even more.

Your first week will be fun, and you'll probably want to workout everyday for the week. Don't.
