Hey /fit/

I need to lose 6 pounds in the next 4 weeks, and I'm looking for the most effective method of doing so. What I'm worried about is if I try to drop the weight with exercise I might end up putting on more in the form of muscle. It's not a case of fat fuck trying to get buff, I actually need to drop the weight rather than change it from fat to muscle.

Tips?

MYTH: You can't change fat into muscles, it's impossible. They say it to fat guys to lure them to pay their gym.

OP here, bad wording on my part.

What I was trying to say was I don't want to replace the fat with muscle, as what I need to do is drop the weight altogether rather than lose the fat and gain more weight in muscle, if you understand what I mean.

Why would you need to lose this weight, anyway? You'll look better at the same weight, but more muscle than the same weight with being a fatty mcfatterson.

Gotta drop the weight so my BMI is within the requirements for military service, So it's a case of dropping 6 pounds or growing 4 inches taller XD

What kind of faggot military requires a certain BMI?

Intense cardio and sweat some water weight off before going in

How do they measure your BMI?

Dunk tank or with measuring tape/calipers?

What is your current BMI?

If you lose 6 pounds, you'll probably lose an inch from your stomach. Also, if you're overweight, you wont gain muscle faster than you lose fat (pound for pound) within the first month.

BMI needs to be within certain boundaries, otherwise your considered unfit for service. Some argue that the neglect of that in certain militaries is why so many soldiers are unfit for duty.
