mis/fit/s i jost wok up at 6pm with is fail. i need to sort my body clock out, whats an exersise routine that will fuck me up and make me want to sleep early from all round exhaustion so i can sort my sleeping pattern out.
i have available: a bench with 150lb of weight, bike, punchbag, running shoes, press up bars, pull up bar.

so a burn out with the bench, starting with 170.. well u can't but then 150 and do that 10 times take off ten lbs on ea side and take off 10 more lbs, repeat untill just the bar

then do some curls the same way but less weight and then go back up with the weight you'll be drained and want to sleep
