Hi /fit/ i've been doin some light exercise say 15min interval for cardio and 40min free weights 3 times a week but I want to step it up just wondering what a good fat loss toning up regime is? Need to lose fat from around my stomach the most any tips?
HIIT every other day, eat 6 times a day (it'll raise your metabolism and you'll burn fat like a mother fucker), lift, sleep for 9 hours a night.
