Hey /fit/. Yesterday I ran like 10 miles in the morning then in the afternoon I ran around a while after that. The distance doesn't matter, just that today I'm extremely sore. Tomorrow I have to run in a 5k race. What should I do?
Run in the 5k race tomorrow? Rippetoes says that soreness isnt indication of muscles needing rest.
