This is moar health related.

How do I be less anxious? I'm kind of afraid to put my hand up in class and participation is actually marked in this one class I'm taking. (I'm in university).

I also want to know how I can speak louder. It seems that people have to ask me to repeat myself. I don't even know if I can speak loud enough for a presentation.

just start doing it, most people get more comfortable with things the more they do it

example, airplane pilots, you think they are relaxed when they first flew a plane with hundreds of people on board?

OP here.

My friends would always invite me whenever they went out drinking because I talked more when I drank.

I stopped really talking to people (even my friends, they're a bad influence I think). = /

I want to get over my anxiety problems without drinking.

My dad was in this...I was about 10 and he would take me along...I got free breakfast and I got to listen to old men speak about things I didn't really understand...but I got to stand up and talk twice as far as I remember. It was cool I guess, but I do wish I could actually go and do it again. I don't know where to sign up.
