1. Go to health food store 2. Go to those bins with all the obscure grains and shit 3. Get bran, should be VERY light, VERY cheap, and be paper-thin flecks of what looks like brown paper. I say all that cause I think it's called different things in different stores. It's basically the stuff they throw away when they make bread, cause you can't make flour out of something that dry 4. Eat a spoonful, washed down with water, before every meal. 5. ??? 6. COLON CLEANSING!
