I've got a problem, /fit/.I'm going away on a business trip that'll last for about three months. Now, I've developed a routine of running around my town's trackfield every day because I feel like it keeps me in good shape (plus it helps me keep my weight under control). Since I obviously can't do that in my trip (no time!), I was wondering if running in place or something would give me a similar effect.Just want to burn off some calories is all.Thanks!

Find a gym? Jog around the block? You don't have to run on a track to run.
