only overtraining if you can squat 2x your bw, and dl 2.5-3x your bw.
then yes, thats overtraining. If you are still a beginner, its not a bad idea to do both- it will teach your CNS to overload, then in the future when you physically cannot do it anymore- say 8-12 weeks of upping 2.5lbs every workout, you will need to suckdic switch this around.
