Hey /fit/ I'm seeking some advice. I'm an 18 year old male who's looking to gain 10 to 20 pounds of muscle as quickly as possible. I'm currently 6' 3'' tall and weigh 155 pounds, so I'm very thin. If you guys could suggest some muscle building supplements (legal ones) and some weight training routines that'd be great.

google 'starting strength' by mark rippetoe. only supplements you need are lots of milk, some beef jerky, whey protein, and creatine.
