Alright /fit/ I'm 6'5 and hit the scale at 207lbs. Got a body fat % of around 14 and terribly out of shape. My question is; would it be alright for me to go mad on cardio until I lose my man boobs and tummy and then start weight lifting. Or should I combine the both of them right from the start?Pic; unrelated

6'5 @ 207 and man boobs? you gotta be kidding.I'd recommend not to go on cardio for long, maybe lose no more than 8-10 lbs then try to add muscle mass.
