A bad lottery genetic fag here.

I have girly forearms and skinny calves , and I'm really satisfied with the rest of my body. Is there hope to make them more manly in let's say 3 months time?

I ain't really gonna lie I want those to just for looks. I focused most of the "strength training" into my lower and upper back and core.

Will running buff my calves? Any good home exercises for forearms, I'm currently using that "rubber doughnut" but it isn't really big.

You really have to piss pound you calves and forearms to get them to grow. 3 sets of 10 won't do dick. Try a few sets of 100. You don't have to do them all in a row, just as many reps as you can until failure, then take a 10-15 sec break and repeat until you hit 100.

Works well with calf raises and wrist curls.
