/fit/What is your motivation? What keeps you going when you feel too tired to bother working out or when you feel like giving up halfway through a hard session? Or when its time to force down yet another meal when you feel full up as shit?I'm really struggling to keep going at the moment. People just say "Look at pictures of bodybuilders" or "Think about the chicks" but thats all bullshit to me. I need some motivation fast
I don't know about forcing yourself to eat more than you need. But my only motivation is to kick ass in my MA classes. And nothing drives me more than imaging myself kicking their ass by a wide margin because I trained outside of class.

My terrible guilt is what motivates me. If i eat something disgusting or I don't work out, I just feel disgusted.Arnold said he couldn't look at himself in the mirror when he didn't work out. Same way I feel.
It's motivation that gets you started, and habit that has you keep on going.
My motivation is to have the best looking body out of everyone in my college year.
