I just got my first weight machine /fit/ It's rather basic, but It was free so what the hell. (Similar to the one in the picture) OTher then this past week, I've not worked out in years. What are the best exercises to do on it to burn the most calories?

Honestly, I'm not all that interested in getting super-buff, I just want my fat gone. If I do get muscle that is fine though. I've been doing 5 sets of 10 on every exercise I can think of to do on it, should I do less/more?

How are we supposed to know what exerices you can do on your machine? Get some free weights and do some cardio fatty

You aren't going to lose weight working out. Stop eating so much and run.

best exercise = deadlift the entire machine

also, if it's tall enough, you can probably do pullups on it
