Hey /fit/, I have a question.

My hips are weird. If I lean onto one, it'll end up going out of socket with a nice pop. Problem is, this shit's going to ruin me right down to my ability to walk if I keep working out like I do. My best bet is to stop doing squats and deadlifts. (shit, I don't even want to do squats anymore. My hip almost went out of socket once and I tripped- that was not a good day)

Are there any lifts in particular I can do to keep off my hips? I've got access to a nice gym, but the only thing I've found with minimal hip usage is some leg press machine.

To clarify, my hip went out while under weight.
