sup fit, I get the urge to work out after I've been drinking alcohol.Is this really dangerous? I feel fine when I do it but I sweat ALOT and get tired faster then usual but if I drink water and don't over do it I should be ok, right?
alcohol interferes with alot of processes in your body making it very unproductive to work out while drunk, either for fatloss or muscle gain.
