Hay /fit/ how does one lose fat really quick in say 2 weeks? Not trolling and I know its fucken unhealthy (and i'll probably gain it back faster) But I just need the temp boost.
I know starvation isn't good cause theres muscle atrophy so I do plan to exercise like hell during the period.
So /fit/ any tips?

the most you could do safely would be 4 pounds just burn more calories than you eat but dont eat less than your body needs to survive there is a way to calculate it just google it. infact all this info could be found if you fucking googled

Eat half your BMR per day and exercise each muscle group at least once every other day.

Do some sprint interval training. If you're really fat, it will be really difficult, but you can do it.

Jog a certain distance (like from your front porch to the end of the street or something), then sprint back. Jog that distance again, then sprint back... repeat until you really can't do it anymore. Your heart will be beating so fast you'll think you're having a heart attack. You might be, but just shake it off. Take a day off and do it again.

Also, rolling down a hill does not count as sprinting... or jogging.
