Greeting /fit/,
I have a bit of a problem. Many times at the gym while doing a particularly heavy chest/back workout I end up getting lightheaded which usually leads to me throwing up. I work out first thing in the morning. Would perhaps drinking some orange juice help out or is it just a matter of not pushing it so hard? Enlighten me /fit/.

throwing up isn't that uncommon, i did it a lot when i was first going to the gym.. and from what i've read its not even that uncommon among body builders/power lifters.. i found not eating before going to the gym would help prevent it a little more.. it will /probably/ go away after a while, it did for me
