So I been having this bump on my bottom for about 6 months now. I have tried popping it, but only blood comes out; no pus. It itches sometimes and bleeds when i sit on it....What should i do?

The area i circled is where the bump is.

I had one, same spot, when I was like 14-15. I was too embarassed to go to the doctor so after about a year I just raged and cut it open, drained all the blood out and yanked out whatever was in there. I think I got the stem, it never came back but I have an ugly scar. Go to the dermatologist.

Its where our tail used to be, son.

Was it like a cyst/infected ingrown hair.

was a cyst, way too big to be ingrown hair, not to mention I didn't have any ass hair yet at 14

I think I had/have the same thing..

I shaved my entire ass crack in january, I assume a hair got infected near my anus hole, it grew pretty big and eventually popped. Blood and disgusting puss came out for days and it hurt like hell, my underwear was soaked in puss and blood every day and I had to change 2-3 times a day. Eventually it healed up a bit, but it is still there though small, it does not bleed unless I wipe hard, but it sometimes itches.

So what exactly is it called?

And how do I get it to completely healed?

Seriously, visit a profesional. That's what they are for. If you get embarrased about your own health and self-care, you are doing something wrong.

A friend of mine had this problem in high school. He couldnt sit or stand straight. So he went to the doctor after a few weeks of torment.

The doctor and 2 nurses laid him down on his belly. Then they pulled his asscheeks apart and went to town on that cyst thingie with what was described as a big plyer.
He couldnt get any anaesthetics so it hurt like hell. They milked out about a cup of pus out. His father (who is a old army vet) cried while watching, because it looked so painful.

Have fun! :)

OP, i know exactly what you are talking about because I had it. It was around my ass crack. Trust me when I say this: go to a dermatologist and get it removed with surgery asap.

If you wana read the details:

I had this for 2 years and it would always leak with blood and pus since I'd be sitting on it. I had it removed first by surgery where I was awake and they just cut it off (after numbing my ass ofcourse). 4-5 Months later it started growing again, and I had to go in surgery where they put me to sleep and cut fucking 4 inches DEEP. At this point, it was like i had two butt holes, and the worst thing was when they cut the whole in my ass would literrally tear apart each time I sat down. So for another 2 months I had this second ass hole and then I went again and he gave me some black spread thing which closed it eventually and havent had a problem since then.

But trust me dude u gota get it removed now

and actually the aera where u circled is exactly where I had it wow de ja vu.

get it removed trust me. good luck

PS dont listen to this fag (im the guy below his post). It does not hurt when you get it surgically removed. The only thing is make sure you ask your doctor afterwards to get the "thing" to close the hole. Unless you're ok with laying in bed for a month till it heals itself which wont work either because when you go to bathroom it's going to tear open.

Im sorry i cant remember the name of the "thing" that closes the hole but I'm sure the dermatologist knows.

It's not an ingrown hair. It's some infection and i have no idea how it happens, but apparently a lot of people get it... possibly due to you nasty americans only wiping your ass after poos.

I wash my poo off with water so this shit doesnt happen to me

P.P,S if/when you go thru surgery, make sure you tell your dematologist that you want it FULLY removed obvoiusly. Tell them to go in and get it all out, its your body and your money.

The fucker i had only got part of it out and i had to go in again like i said earlier and trust me u dont want that to happen.

Just how fat are you? If someone cut 4 inches into my ass they'd hit my pelvis or some organ.

Im not lying. My friend couldnt get any kind of numbing. Might have been because of it beeing close to spine or whatever.
From what he told me he litterally screamed the whole procedure through. His case might have been worse than yours.

i was 150 then, and it wasnt STRAIGHT deep you dip shit, it was slanted and trust me 4 inches wouldnt hit organs even if it was straight

the cyst isnt a bump anymore, just a really small cut that rarely bleeds, it's just slightly raised.

can I finish it off w/o going to the doctor?
>> Anonymous
I had one. I just put a hot compress until the head got really white then popped it. After that the bump gets smaller and then go's away in at most a week.

This anon speaks truth. I had same thing. It was called a Pilonidal Cyst just as your pic shows. Only I ignored it for 3 or 4 years. It was always inflamed and ready to burst - which often happened when I would sit. Because I was too embarrassed to tell the doctor, I would take toilet paper and place it against myself as a makeshift maxipad so it wouldn't bleed through in public.

Enough was enough, I talked to my general practitioner (US-fag). He looked at it and verified it was worthy of referring me to a surgeon. Surgeon agreed it should be removed asap. I thought it would be like removing a wart, but they arranged general anesthesia (completely out).

Procedure was fast and obviously painless due to the anesthesia. As mentioned above, I woke up with a second asshole (3 inches deep or so, .75 inch diameter) It healed fast (month or so?). To heal, you have to put in moistened gauze pads loosely, which helps create rebuilt tissue.slowly the hole becomes narrower and less deep until it is flush with the outside regular skin. Was odd that it healed so well.

Looking back, I really wish I had just talked to the doctor sooner. Years of dealing with random bleedouts that probably stank like pus does was stupid that I made myself deal with it.

Ignore the asshole that said his 'friend' knew someone that had to be pliered. He's BSing you.

This anon is speaking truth.

Yeah, I have one too. Pilonidal cyst. Luckily you can go on a course of antibiotics once it flames up if it's not too often. The thing about surgery is you have to weigh out the pros and cons of it. One of the cons is being pretty much immobile for a couple of months. People aren't too sure why they pop up, some believe it happens in the womb. Uhhh besides that....shitsucks
>> Anonymous
do i have to shave my ass to see the doctor or wut
>> Anonymous
>>384774
No, they'll see it regardless of the hair on your ass. But uh, if you do have one, my doctor said there there's a few things you can try to minimize the risk of it getting inflamed again. What you should be doing is minimizing extra hair down there, by using a shower brush. Also, keep the hair in check if it's an issue, just trim it, don't shave it.
>> OP
Thank you anons for contributing information. After reading all this, I'm definitely going to see the doc.

I was the one that posted about my surgery in 384742. I am not sure what you mean by immobile for months. Even with the hole in just above your asscrack that is about large enough for your thumb to fit in, it never made me feel immobile. I never was in pain, other than the two days after the surgery, and that was an ache more than anything. I never used the pain pills I bought. I continued to work my computer desk job without issues.

Maybe you treated your differently? I always packed mine with saline moistened gauze and replaced that a few times a day, I think 2 or 3 times. It's been a few years ago since I had this done.

No mobility loss today or during the healing process. Not disputing this anon's claim, but not sure why you had the claim.

Mhm, I haven't had my surgery performed yet. Mine has been manageable. From my understanding, it all depends on how deep the cyst actually is. Good to know that your surgery went well, gives me some solace when I finally have to go in. And also, for people disputing surgery, and refusing to go to a doctor, a bad flare up has been likened to delivering a child in terms of pain. Don't carry on, just because "it's not that bad..."
>> Anonymous
seriously this has become my nightmare...so afraid i might get this one day
>> Anonymous
>>385457
Don't stress about it. Like I said before, there are a lot of theories about how this happens, but most of them point to starting even before you're born. Just something about how the skin forms, and if it forms a pocket.

Yeah, I never had pain like childbirth. But given how deep it was and eventually would get to the surface, the pain was the occasional tear feeling to that it would shoot - but even worse was the embarrassment of this bleeding through my pants in that area. It got to be very on my mind whenever it was close to the surface.

Then whenever it was inflamed, there was always that fear that wiping incorrectly would leave behind germs that would encourage it to flare more. I would use diaper wipes to make sure all was clean.

See, all this stupid stuff I did to work around the issue, when all I had to do was go for surgery. Here I am 4 years later and never an issue or worry again. I assume when you get that hole cut into you, they get the whole cyst/absess/follicle/whatever.

It still amazes me that you can have a hole cut out of you like that, and it can regenerate with proper care.

Also a note I forgot to mention before, was I later found out my dad had this issue and they did the same thing to fix his. He healed his with some salty bath soaks instead of gauze like mine, but fixed it just the same.
