Yes, im aware of how the body works. However my eating habbits changed a lot in the past 1,5 year. Sometimes i'd just eat normal/more than avarage, other times i'd be skipping enitre meals on a day.
Point is all the muscle training did have effect. I now push double of what I used to on most machines at the gym, and my chest/arms are much more buffed. However, concerning my stomach area, there's no visible change there..
