Hey fitfags. I work out a lot, 6-7 times a week. I lift what I would assume is a good amount, 50lbs free weights and some cardio. My workouts usually last around 30mins, I'm pleased with the results and I look good. I want one thing more however... I really like the big veined look on the arms and chest of most athletes.How do I get that? Is there stuff I can take, or what.
Steroids.That not withstanding, the more muscle you get, the more visible the veins are. They can't hide the way they do in fat.
Just continue your routine for a few more years.

ya need to rest. you will grow faster if you do a full body workout one day, then rest, then a full body workout the next day, rest, etc.and eat a lot of protein
Lower your body fat, I also read somewhere that if you eat stuff high in suger your veins will appear more full for a period of time.
And if you want to get fit while avoiding the vein-poppings?
Less fat, bigger muscles, lots of salt/sugar in your blood to increase your blood pressure.
