hey /fit/

i play rugby for Towson University. I'm a 18yo freshman but i have been playing for 3 years now, 2 in high school and 1 here at TU so far.

anyways, the reason im posting is because i dont quite have the build to play rugby. so my goal over the next year is to gain a few(50+, shooting for 75) pounds in muscle/body mass. unfortunately i dont have a fitting picture to show you what i look like so the one im posting is the best ive got(i'll work on it though). so im wondering if anyone has a good workout plan which involves more lifting than running, im good with the running just need to work on upper body and other leg muscle building exercises than running, for an upcoming rugby player.

im currently 6'2" 150lbs and im looking to be at least 200lbs by the start of next season, more if possible. any help would be greatly appeciated.

This is coming from a 255lbs prop
EAT A FUCKING LOT, white meat, tuna, red meat (you're not fat so it's ok).
Seriously, you need to feed your body, and stop running at full speed for a while, start with longer weightlifting sessions, shorter running until you reach the ideal weight for your role.
