????????????????????????????????????????????
Sup, /fit/, I need some way to help me not eat unhealthy things when they're handed to me. Usually when I'm alone and hungry I try to look at male models to say to myself that if I eat that hamburger or those potato chips, I won't ever look like him. However, I'd seem like a flaming faggot if I carried around pictures of a shirtless man to look at when I'm hungry, and it's hard to resist eating unhealthy food when I don't have any motivation to look at. So does anyone have any tips to not eat bad foods when they're handed to me on a silver platter? Needs moar willpowar.

ps
I'm aware that shooting to look the same as a model is different because everyone's bones / body is different, but it helps motivate me regardless.

When ever you feel the strong need to eat something unhealthy that you know you will regret in a moments time, always think of this:

Does the taste of the food outweigh your feelings of regret?

If you have low carbs, you shouldn't feel too much hunger for stuff like potato chips, burgers etc. If you do, it's most likely learned behaviour and you need to unlearn it.

if you eat some protein every few hours, this will reduce the cravings for crap foods. Doesn't have to be meats, can be portable proteins alike nuts and seeds and what ever else... lentils can be okay for 8-16-24 hours outside refrigeration.

just follow the six smaller meals rule and you should be fine. include some carbs, like an apple, pear, what ever. To balance it out. Like zone.

you shouldnt stop eating, just exercise more. eat as much as you want, but understand that you have to work twice as hard as a normal person to keep potential fattygains off, and say four times harder than a fit person.

so just work out 4 times as hard (in terms of intensity) as a male model.

A male model probably does 5 hours in the gym a week, of lifting light to moderate weights, and a lot of cardio in terms of running. Along side this, they probably keep a diet of one or more of the following: strict vegan/vegetarian/low carb/low fat. They probably eat less than you since they are all 140lbs soaking wet and around 6'0, so keep that in mind.

These are incredibly lame goals to have, and I don't condone them.

I did the same thing last night OP. Went out for a few drinks to watch the Germany-Czech match, and afterwards decided I wanted a burger, so I went to burger king. First fast food in like 6 months, even though I had some garlic chicken and rice at home in the fridge.

ugh... fucking stupid
