Dear /fit/ ive been depriving myself of sleep for about three days getting around 4-6 hours every day but i go to bed around 3-5 am. every morning. Ive also been eating alot of sugary foods and taking stacker 3 pills every day i deprive myself of sleep in order to make it through class. Whats the worst that could happen? any bad sideffects?

Sounds exactly like me except the pills. I try caffeine but it doesn't do shit to me. I doubt I'll continue this lifestyle much longer, but...yeah, what could happen if I do? Been like this for a few years now.

im not really worried, just interested on what could happen. besides, im a procrastinator and i have a shit ton of college homework every night to do (its coming up on finals week) so my choice is usually do homework, get good grades and not sleep, or sleep and fail class and drop out

You'd be surprised how little work you can do and still pass your classes.
