Hey /fit/. I've been losing weight for about 7-8 months now - about 50lbs so far. It's been slow-going, but extremely enjoyable and definately has developed into a lifestyle change. Currently, I eat well and for exercise I run about 3 miles every other day. What else can I do at this point? I don't reguarly include weights - so suggestions would be rad. I have about 20lbs left to lose before I reach my goal weight.

I also just ate way too much ice cream because damn I deserve it. I owe a lot of my motivation to you, /fit/ fucks.

Step it up to everyday but ease into it in distance (1-2 miles at first, then later 3+).

Congratulations on doing so well. :)

THE MINUTE YOU THINK YOU DESERVE IT IS THE MINUTE YOU GIVE UP.

excellent work! i recommend adding a pushup routine twice a day. it will help build strength and balance your body.

EVERY OTHER DAY!

Include pull-ups and crunches and you'll have a solid core (mostly from crunches and pull-ups).

IT DOESN'T MATTER, BRAH. I'VE BEEN WORKIN OUT FOR 3 YEARS. I EAT LEAN CHICKEN FOR BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER. I EAT WHOLE GRAIN HOME MADE BREAD. I EAT MY HOME GROWN VEGGIES, FRESH. I DRINK RAW EGGS WITH BREAKFAST. I WORK OUT 3 HOURS A DAY WITH AT LEAST 1 HOUR OF SQUATS EACH DAY. IF YOU WANNA LOOK LIKE ME, YOU GOTTA FOLLOW MY PLAN.

congrats man, I lost 55 pounds in 3.5 months and I still have 35 pounds to go (5'8", 182) before I'm done.

Just remember that you're more than halfway there, and buy clothes to small for you, and try them on every week until you feel confident in yourself.

Plus, school is starting up soon (or already has), enjoy all the positive comments and wait until next summer when you can take off your shirt at the beach and REALLY wow your friends.

Best of luck man, I'll be 10 pounds behind you, but I'l catch up :(

Easier than I thought. I assumed I'd be adding in some ridiculous shit to work my upper body. Ya'll never fail me, /fit/.

School's already started. The compliments are awesome and my clothes are all too big. It's a wonderful, expensive feeling.

Good luck to you too.
