My main source of exercise, as I said, Is either walking/jogging for 2 miles, or DDR for about 45-60 mins. (And not on pussy mode, I actually sweat) Whichever I feel more apt to at the time.
Ive also been lifting dumbells at home, mainly bench press/flies, curls, side lifts, and the one behind your head, works on the triceps.
Also doing crunches, sit ups, and holding legs about 6 inches above the ground for 30 seconds, and some leg lifts from laying down.
My main focus is to better myself physically. I want to look better, and get rid of all this excess fat, seeign as Ive never been not overweight. I want actual visible muscle.
