Are my legs fucking weak or what.

Always fail reps at around 140lb~ but some times I get the full 5. For example today I did 3 then 5, 5

I'm guessing my technique sucks as my other lifts have gone up quite a bit.

Or could my warm up suck?

Why don't you ask an experienced looking lifter at your gym, or an instructor? they're the ones who can assess your technique.

just do air squats, if you can get someone or record yourself doing them. make sure you have an arched back, heels are down, and a tip is to look 5-6 feet ahead of you so you don't strain your neck.

also drive with the hips, HIPS
