/fit/, i'm trying to lose a couple pounds and bulk up a little at the same time. i'm about to go running for a half hour or so and burn off around 300+ calories. Is it okay to have a protein bar when i get back, or is that just voiding all the work I did?
Oh wow. Yes, eat after you run.
Obviously don't eat fries or chips when you get back, but if you eat healthy (protein bar, chicken breast, etc) after you run, that's highly encouraged.
