Sup /fit/,

what are the pros and cons of Creatine supplements?
>> Anonymous
costs money and does almost nothing.
>> Anonymous
Pro: They do increase gains.

Cons: Cost money, create a dependence, create a perceived need to take more and more in order to achieve the same gains, create stresses on your system which require LOTS of water to curb.

Just do it the old fashioned way, pussy.

I'm guessing not many dudes have this problem, but I RAGE on creatine. I tend to get angry very quick while taking it.

placebo effect.

that is all
>> Anonymous
Please explain your "placebo effect" theory cuz I'm not buying it.

and it's not even close to being all.

I rage on Hydroxycut, Especially if I don't get something to eat about 30mins after taking it. I always get so hungry taking it that i eat more than i normally would and don't loose any weight

the heightened aggression is likely due to your increase in testosterone which is from you lifting, not the creatine. I had the same thing when i first started creatine, but i was lifting a lot more seriously than i was before taking it. now i rage with or without it.

Creatine is a proven yes.

I'm telling you... i ....

RRRRRRAAAAAAAGGGGGGGEEEEEE

>> Anonymous

im telling you creatine DOES NOT DO THAT

is your alias Ushikirimaru by chance?
>> Anonymous
Doesn't everyone on this board agree that everyone is different? Then tell me how you know it does not make me RAGE?

I have only met one other person that rages on it as well. Everyone else tells me it's in my head.

I sir, tell you it's not... in my head.
>> Anonymous
No... my alias is not Ushikirimaru, but I thank you many times for asking that question.

What brand of creatine would /fit/ suggest ?
>> Anonymous
>>288440

"everyone is different" doesn't cut it.

Creatine does a very finite thing to the human body and what it does in no way would induce RAAAGGGEEE.

Literally all it does is help your muscles absorb more oxygen, which benefits you not only during workouts but in recovering from them.

The rage you experience is solely placebo.

I use a creatine supplement called SizeOn. It's made by Gaspari. Tastes pretty good, mixes well, etc.

Definitely has cut down on my recover time after a serious workout, and has helped with my gains immensely. Your mileage may vary, but I would suggest trying it for a month and seeing how it affects you. Just drink lots of water when you are on the stuff.

I've used it as well.

Good product, helped mostly with endurance and recovery time. Plenty of water is a must to get the most out of it, though.

Now I'm giving VPX's Synthesize (along with the shotgun) a shot. Slightly better, IMO.

I'm cycling off next month, and back on it in October.

For me it gave huge results, I was able to push my body so much more,, which in turn give gave me great results. The only problem is that it's a touch costly.
