Hey /fit/I'm going to 24 hour fitness. I go to the gym 5 times a week. Work for me generally starts at 5 AM. My question is: should I continue to workout 5 times a week after work with as much free time as I would like, or should I go to sleep earlier, wake up at 3 AM to hit up dat gym? Or should I just go twice a day and not be a pussy?
Continue with after work workout. Sleep is KEY to good health and fitness and you don't want to sacrifice it. It equals your nutrition intake and how much and what you work out.
