Alright /fit/ I had cake today. I'm not one to eat cake but it was precariously perched next to a package of milk cartons. ALL FREE.

I partook in a slice, then another slice an hour later, then another one an hour later as well.
I had my third slice about 4 hours ago.

I want these canceled out as soon as possible. When will they be fully digested? And what am I looking at to work them off.

This is why you treat yourself every once and a while.. so you don't end up on a cake binge. Don't freak out about it, just eat well the rest of the week and exercise a bit more.

too late to throw up, by 4 hrs, it has pretty much been digested. you need to run for 2 straight hours today and tomorrow to burn it off prolly

dude, settle down, it's ok. Each slice had maybe 300-400 calories max. Sure, thats a lot, but you underestimate your metabolism a lot. Just eat good for the rest of the week and you won't even notice anything.
