Just want to lose weight?
(1) Diet. Figure out how many calories you think your burning daily. Eat less than that. Safe bet you eat 1300 calories a day, you'll lose weight. I'm a lot bigger than you and I was on a crash diet of 1500 calories a day, lost about 10 lb a month.
(2) Since your going for weight loss, try doing aerobic exercises such as running, road biking, etc. Yes anaerobic exercises such as weight training will burn calories faster but muscle weighs more than fat so you won't hit your weight goal as quickly but you will be "fitter".
