I am getting more and more unfit by the minute, I can feel it.

I really want to jog each day but when I come in after college/work I am far too exhausted to even get my working out clothes on never mind work out.

What can I do to up my energy?

It's like I feel that I'll easily slip into a joggng routine if I can just get some fire in my blood rather than just beng depressive/lethargic all the time.

I am 18 and feel that I really need to do this now or sink into the ranks of the "fatties" as my already slow metabolism begins to fade with age.

I need to be fit NOW to prepare me for the future.

Change your eating habits right now. Eating healthy meals will change your energy level extremely fast. Chicken, rice, beans, vegetables, fish, oats. 4-6 well portioned meals a day. No sodas. Water only. Do that for a week and you should notice a change and feel a lot more energetic and ready to go even after a long day at work or school. Also, try find something to motivate your.
