Im underage for 4chan. I'd still like to ask for help.

Pic related it's me. I used to be FAAAT, I've revently lost alot of weight and started to work out.

I just want general advice from /fit/ I've lurked for a while.

I want to know:

Am I still fat, or am I more bulked but not cut.

Should I gain more muscle before I go cardio crazy?

Should I just start cardioing now?

I'm only 16, but hey, better to get it under control now than let it get out of hand and start caring when i'm 20+ right? Thanks /fit/.

I love how you say this like being over 20 is having one foot in the retirement home.

And, yes, you're fat. Cut, then bulk. Not a hard concept. Or just cut and stay regular looking.

Thanks, and yeah I guess my point was sooner rather than later.

I'm not intrested in becoming extremely built, just want a body that looks good but not rail thin.

you need to get your body used to moving.

start on rippetoes asap, with a caloric defecit diet.

you do NOT need to work your pecs until you have fixed your back posture, pecs will worsen it.

simply lifting weights and eating right will burn fat and build muscle when you are a noob.

learn to squat, deadlift, press, dip, pullup, row before you get complicated. do some cardio.

you main focus is to get your body in working order again. don't think about cut/bulk, you will lose fat just from lifting weights
