Some of you may remember me.

I posted a week or two ago asking for advice on my routine (largely machines, largely 3 sets of 15 reps). It was largely sneered at.

I just finished my first session with my new trainer, Ludwig.

The new workout he cooked up for me includes pullups, clean and presses, squats, jumping squats, box jumps, crossovers, crunches, free weights.. A bunch of other stuff I forget.

Afterwards, I could barely get up the stairs to my flat. I'm sitting here trembling, with a bucket next to me in case I vomit.

Thank you, /fit/. I feel I've taken a step in the right direction.

Okay dudes I don't know if they actually were crunches. It's the same sort of motion, but done with your legs up in the air.
