anyone else ever get fucking exhausted?

i mean not from like a days worth I mean say youve been lifting as hard as you can 5 days a week for a few months, and arent used to it and your body doesnt adapt well

I've started becoming extremely tired during the day and i sleep alot longer now too, also I just feel like shit like my sleep hasnt gotten restful. a reason I exercise is because it invigorates me and gives me energy and shit, but now I feel like I've been hitting it so hard and need to take a few days/week break

anyone else ever do that y/n

When I joined crew in college, I remember going to sleep at 7 because I was so exhausted. Plus, I had to wake up at 4 for morning practice. 50 miles of running a week takes quite a toll on your body.

Sorry, accidentally submitted. Anyway, I never quit, because I was glad to know that the varsity kids were going through twice as much of shit.

Conclusion, SHUT THE FUCK UP AND TRAIN BRAH

i went through that this summer, and i have not fully recovered yet.

for the first months it felt great: i had the energy and (barely) the time to work, exercise, and socializing nearly every day. then I was selected for a night course i had applied to a few months before, and those 2 extra hours a day totally killed me. i had to tone it WAY down and hear me: getting back to where i was 2 months ago is fucking harder than getting there the first time.
