Never drink a soda again.
You're chubby, so I know you drink a lot of that shit.
Just cutting out soda (not cutting back, cutting OUT) will drop between 2000 and 5000 calories a week from your diet. In other words, you could lose a pound a week or more simply from not drinking soda. It doesn't sound like much but losing more than 2 pounds a week is a very good pace. 10 a month is excellent for someone unfamiliar with proper health and fitness.
Stop doing machine workouts. Do squats, do free-weight bench and military presses. Learn to dead lift.
Here's an exercise method I just learned today and it kicked the living shit out of me.

Do thrusters with 20 or 25 pound weights and MAKE SURE you actually push all the way through.
No more sugary food. No more icecream. The less you eat this stuff, the less you'll crave it. Try and avoid anything fried (fried chicken, fried fish, french fries).
Start eating 6 times a day. This may seem like it takes a lot of work but it isn't.
Eat a nice sized breakfast. 2 hours from there eat a light snack (I like eating a handful or two of almonds with a fresh fruit smoothie). Get a normal sized lunch and split it in half. Save the second half for 2 hours after lunch. Eat even if you're not hungry yet (a big part is eating BEFORE you're hungry, while eating the same amounts you normally would). Get an early dinner and split it in half like your lunch. Eat the second half two hours after the first.
Just eating like this will increase your energy and metabolism. It'll also keep you from feeling hunger pains, which will also reduce your urge to pig out on food that's bad for you. Since you won't ever reach a "hungry" stage, eating will be more about have a nice proportioned and healthy meal, not sating an urge to fuel your body.
