You know what makes me RAGE

People who come here saying that we should CAREFULLY watch what we eat, and count calories and those grams of fat.

UNLESS youre morbidly fat or an athlete, you dont NEED to watch them, you can eat WHATEVER YOU WANT, yes even those Big Macs and those Pepperonni pizza, the only problem comes when you eat them, and dont exercise to balance it out. I used to be a fat fag, and at first I would watch calories and fat and id HATE my life because I couldnt eat my favourite foods anymore, but then I did serious research and found out what I just explained. SO please to all of you faggots who come here saying, ZOMG NO FATS ON MAH MEALS LOL, please leave /fit/, you obviously have no idea what youre talking about.

Most of the calorie counters and health food enthusiasts in here are people concerned with putting on more muscle. Diet is definitely a big part of that.

But other than that, assuming you're not worried about getting a heart condition, yeah, you can eat what you want. Assuming you do the work to burn it off.

what? people wanting more muscle are either bulking up by eatting excessively or enough to maintain muscle growth. THey don't give a shit about extra fat. It's those who are trying to cut, meaning to lose body fat so they look ripped. The lower body fat percentage they aim for, the more they will count.

who said anything about eating fat? You eat a lot, you gain fat. Unless you count every extra calories and work those off you're gonna gain when you bulk. Whether a lot or little depending on how much you eat.

They eat a lot of calories, and they do it by eating good foods.

It's a much more complex equation than you're making it out to be. It isn't just "calories = getting fatter." There's a right way to bulk and a wrong way to bulk.
