I'm 5'6 and I weigh 240. |:

I have a membership to curves but I don't go all that much.

I want to be able to cosplay as her <--- by next january.

What should I do?

Half the Food you normally Eat
6 Meals a Day
Good Sleep Pattern

And you can cosplay :) That's how I got in shape for ' The Flash ' a few years ago, which envolved tights.

Drop 1000 off your BMR and thats your new calorie limit. Exercise moderate-heavy CARDIO for 1 hour per day (built it up). Stop eating junk food, you already know its not good for you. Siwtch to lean meats, plenty vegetables and dont overdo it on carbs.

Regarding Sleeping Patterns, Im in a bad cycle at the present.

Bed at 5am, Wake up at Mid Day feeling like shit.

I've found, and this is a personal thing, you might be different that if I go to bed early, as in real early, 8pmish I wake up at 5am full of so much energy it's not funny.

My Body literally wont let me sleep in, I HAVE to go for a jog or something, Weird eh.

6-8 hours sleep is fine. As for 5am-midday, if you're not on nightshift then get back to a normal pattern.

Keep your calorie intake low. Try 1500 a day initially, and then work down to 1200.

Also get 30 minutes of cardio each day. Be generally active.
