You need to do more SQUATZ!

Slap on yogurt. Do not eat the yogurt.

you're just going to have to deal with it. but instead of lukewarm water baths, how about a nice 100% cold shower? it feels great on sunburn.

also, squats help.

Cum buckets, and lather it on like it's aloe vera.

Soothacaine...basically, a blend of Aloe Vera and mild Novacaine (pardon my spelling). It should numb and soothe out the burning sensation. Aside from that, you'll just have to wait. I don't think you can speed up your skin's healing.

But next time, please take the sunscreen.

After getting a 3rd degree burn (not sunburn, obviously) I read up on burns and found out a little vitamin E and zinc may help the healing process. Smoking can make it take longer to heal.

As for the pain, try to get ahold of some narcotics. That is the only thing that will truly make it feel better (but I doubt a doctor would prescribe it for sunburn, so you would have to get them illegally).

im currently badly sunburned across my chest and shoulders at the moment, so i feel your pain, though my sunburn was intentional, i do not tan if i use oils or sunblocks. my advice is to use the Aloe ALOT i put some on at least every two hours, more if its hot out. you will have to wait it out though, keeping aloe on it will speed the process and help prevent peeling, but its not gonna pass quick
