hey /fit/ I'm a fatass, and I've been jogging and blah blah blah. And after about 3-4 hours of working out my throat begins to hurt really badly with pain, and feels like someone was pushing their knuckles against my throat. I was thinking this could possibly be related to me pushing myself a bit to hard, but I'm a moron so what do I know.

any ideas?

3-4 hours is a lot of exercise.

stop exercising for 3 or 4 hours

3-4 hours is far too much for even someone that isn't fat. Tone down the time you work out and run to around 45 minutes, or a hour at the most.

OP here, I didn't know that 3-4hrs of workout was to much. I was always told it was fine, I'll lower the length of time and see if anything changes. Thanks
