Ok, here is my diet plan to go from 250 - 180 where i belong. I am 5'11, 250 lbs. My nutritionist put this together and its based on putting your body in a state of kietosis without starving it of carbs and other essential nutrients (like faggot atkins)and maintains all the muscle mass. Do this diet for the first week without working out and next week ill post on what your first weeks workout will be.
