/fit/, I want to build some muscle up over the summer.
Ideally, I'd like to do something easy enough to do in the home.

I'm too wussy to do proper push-ups (can only do the ones with the knees on the floor) but I've been doing sitting shoulder presses using 3kg weights.
Am I on the wrong track?

You know how to get better? Just keep doing them. Doing girl pushups on your knees doesn't built your chest much at all, and its also a completely different angle.

Just keep doing regular pushups. Even a fucking one legged dog can do 6 pushups at a time.

If I do say 100-200 shoulder presses with each arm every night, am I overdoing it?
