Dear /fit/, I bet you get these threads all the fucking time and are sick of them.

But, anyway. I'm totally frustrated. I have a very active job which requires me to lift and carry heavy shit, run around after things and do a fucktonne of walking up steep ass hills. I also do 3 sets of 20 sit ups, push ups, lunges and planks each morning and night,as well as drinking at LEAST 2 litres of water daily. I'm pretty fucking active.

But I cannot for the love of god lose any weight and I'm 5' 6'' and weight in at 165lb. I need HELP.

I'm vegetarian but I will eat fish, usually salmon or trout. I dont have a sweet tooth and rarely drink anything carbonated as it affects my IBS. I dont drink or eat a great deal of dairy, just goat milk occassionally. Generally only consume wholegrains but dont eat much bread or pasta. I also lack a sweet tooth and dont eat much crap,pretty much never eat chocolate or crisps and anything fried is out of my diet too.

:/ I'm pretty much a lead eater. Only real thing is I drink coffee a lot.

If you havent done it yet, I would suggest modifying your diet very strictly for a week or two to see what happens. This doesnt mean starving. It means slightly decreasing caloric intake, and also dividing meals up into 6 meals a day.

I'll try dividing my meals up, thanks for that. Until now I just had a large breakfast, not so large lunch and a small dinner before 8pm. I'll try what you suggest and see if that helps, thank you!

It's called hard work.
It's not called going to the gym WITH A BOOK and being able to read it while you "exercise". It's not called doing 20 min. of weightlifting for "toning". And it is definatley not thinking that just "cutting the carbs or calories or fat" will work.
It is about getting out of your comfort zone and doing something about your fat ass and out of shape body.
There is a reason why there are so many of you /f/at faggots out there and so few of us /f/it tards. Because getting into a fit shape AND keeping it takes hard work. This involves removing yourself from your chair/couch and getting yourself out of your comfort zone.
