So /fit/, I've been doing HIIT for a couple weeks now and I can see improvement in my stamina...but my problem is breathing. I noticed I mostly used my mouth to breathe when running, but then it would get dry and start to hurt. After one session, it continued to hurt and felt sort of like a sore throat for the next couple days. Someone suggested breathing in through my nose, out through my mouth. I did this, but then it starts to burn my nose after a while (gets really dry and hurts to breathe through my nose).

Is my problem dehydration? Is there anything I can do about this? because I want to keep running, but my mouth/nose hurt too much to keep going.
