Dear /fit/ im just starting cardio and such but im unsure of what i should be doing to burn the pounds. A work out routine or link to one would be much appreciated.

Buy a cross trainer if you are losing weight or use the treadmill at a gym if you are a skinny fat person.

ok here is what you do for cardio RUN and when you get done running RUN some more and when you feel like shit and your mussels hurt ya know waht you do run some more run till you puke take a 30 min break then do it all over again

one of two things will happen
1. you will lose a fuck tone of weight
2. you die from dehydration
