soreness doesn't mean results? when are 4chan fags going to learn that?!you only get soreness two ways:-lactic acid (which is counter productive on muscle growing)-shocking the muscle the first time (by doing something your muscle isn't used to do)so you're not gonna get soreness if its something you're used to doing or you're doing low reps.
oh and by the way, abs respond better to increased weight and low reps. so, doing 50 quick reps won't build much muscle on those abs.

I like the P90X 15 minute ab-routine, or leg tosses and machine crunches with a partner. What these posts rarely adress though is that the appearance of six-pack abs is more dependent on your general build/body fat %. There's lots of people with very strong abdominals that don't have six packs, and in the reverse there's skinny fucks who look like they have abs but its only relative to their body size.
