Sup /fit/ This is a health and fitness question so I'm actually using the board true to its name! Back on topic, I was doing some sprints back to back when I slipped and tried to catch myself. I ended up stepping on the floor with my foot sideways with my full weight (183 at 5"7) Its been a few hours since then and I still had to do HIIT today so i feel bummed out. What can I do tommorow (Going to gyms for lifting + weights) without straining my ankle and how can I heal it faster? Also can i use a stationary bike for cardio? Pic Related I think its sprained.

how about you stay off that ankle until it heals instead of taking a chance on fucking yourself up permanently?

maybe bench (only if it doesn't start throbbing or bothering you as your heat rate increases)

there's a good chance it will be worse tomorrow and if it is you should probably go see a doctor

Be sure to ice it. if you dont see swelling then add some icy hot.
