I'm hopeless.

I'm 310 lbs.
I have size B man boobs....they're bad.
I have virtually no muscles....I can only bench 90.
I can't run for more than 30 seconds.
I have the slowest metabolism on the planet.
I don't know what to do.....my weight problem is the cause of virtually all my problems in my life.
Because of this
I have no self-esteem and I am anti-social meaning I have very little friends and people think i'm wierd.
I am on the path to all sorts of health problems.
My weight and current state of health has made my lazy beyond all control....I sit on my fatass all day and surf the net.
I don't know what to do.
Go ahead ....mock me, call me a loser, make fun of me, ignore me, I just thought I would get your opinion/get answers
as to what I should do.

first ask a physician: you may not be able to do every exercise.

Then I suggest you start off with a daily small routine:
Consistency is your friend in this.

I literally started with walking which evolved into running which increased in distance and frequency ever since

Take a hike porky!
No seriously, take a hike. Walking is a healthy and safe exercise for someone in your position. Walking in the woods/ nature walking / hiking has the dual benifit of burning more calories then walking on a track and being very calming.

Stop reading this and start walking around your neighborhood, or walk around the mall to start.

walk every day for at least 1 hour (2 would be better) as fast as possible
start lifting
work mainly the big compound moves - squats (you can start with no added weight if you're as weak as you say you are), deadlifts, rows, overhead presses, bench presses, ...
your goal with these should be mostly strength (meaning low reps high weight)
however you should start with light weights to learn proper form and get enough flexibility and slowly progress to heavier weights
eat more protein (=lean meat, fish, eggs, ...), more raw vegetables, drink only water or unsweetened tea/coffe (NO SODA), as little carbs as possible (20% of the carbs you're eating now would be good) in the form of good carbs

if you're motivated and stick to this, it will work
if you're a troll, go fuck yourself

basically you should avoid anything with hfcs, sugar, white flour, ...
oats are good, rice, whole wheat, beans (these also have protein)...

your life must suck right now, but the good news is that you can do something about it.

i used to be rather overweight but i took control of my life and now i am pretty healthy.

you gotta move, bust your ass in the gym, do what you gotta do.
for me, lots of cardio and time on the tredmil did the trick for me. join a gym, eat healthy food, it'll take time, but you can do it
>> Anonymous
You can do it, Anon you just have to get started and STAY WITH IT. I need to do the same thing. I'm not in any DANGER ZOOOONE but I'm pretty overweight and really need to get in better fucking shape.
Come on, let's do it.

Eat a 6" turkey breast sub with a protein bar that has at least 20 grams of fiber for each meal (except breakfast, I ate just two hard boiled eggs and a cup of Cheerios) If you don't see yourself getting full with the sub, get double meat, which will only add 50 more calories. Don't put shit on the sub either, just lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and like peppers or something. I used to weigh 345 lb, and I am now 185 and still losing weight, and I did just that.

As for exercise, you can't run. You can, however, walk. When I started, I did 3 mph for at least 30 minutes and worked up to 4 mph for 60 minutes in two months.

Give us a little sideboob action.

Diet is probably 80% of it. Start eating healthier and walking.

My mom did this, she went to a nutritionist and got a comprehensive diet and she stuck by it. The only excercise she got was walking about an hour a day and she dropped 100lbs in about a year.

Walking is a greattttt way to stay active. it's not too intensive, but after time, it makes a big difference. The best way to start, is walk when you have a purpose. You might find that just walking for the sake of walking is boring, so do it with a purpose. Want to go to the store? Don't drive, walk. Little changes make a huge impact. Also, biking is amazing! Especially if the place is a tad far to be walking to. Biking will engage some different muscles, and is a great strengthening workout, since it's low impact. One of the biggest things I know that helps is get a friend that's already in a great shape. They'll have the drive to keep you going, and it makes it less boring since you have a friend with you. Replace pop with milk and water. The best way to start on water is to get a good workout, making you really thirsty. You won't care about taste when you're thirsty as hell. From there, you'll get conditioned to it and love it. Have milk (lowfat) for calcium, phosphorus, protein, and to change up the flavor and consistency a bit. Start with little stuff like this and you'll notice a big change.

get a timer and set it to go off every 2-4 hours during the day.

every time that timer goes off, jog in place for 5-10 minutes (if you cant do that much, just go for as long as you possibly can)

that wont help you anymore once you're more fit, but it's a great way to start if you really are as bad as you say
