Does anyone do pullovers?
whenever i do them it feels like it works my abs more than my chest area, i did them 2 days ago and my abs are still killing me. Am i not doing them right?

I'm sure you have to use your abs to stabilize yourself. I don't do them so I can't say for sure, but that's probably the case.

I do them and I love them.

Part of the reason for doing pullovers is to work the upper abdominal muscles. As said before, they work to stabilize.

are they not for triceps?

No, DB pullovers are designed to work areas of the lats and pecs.

if you are doing them perpindicular to the bench, be sure to keep your hips stable or you will use momentum to pull the weight over instead of your lats and pecs. also, if you are doing them primarily for lat development, then bow your elbows out a little and use DBs. However, if you want to target more of your pec then keep your elbows in and consider using a medium to wide grip on a BB as opposed to a DB.

I've been doing them as a part of my neck workout. Was surprised to notice that they feel more intense than any of the real isolation exercises I do. Just have to lift my head up slightly everytime I lift.
