Sup /fit
I'm looking to loose a lot of weight. And by a lot I mean......1 metric shit ton. Currently I'm on a 1200-1800 calorie diet, I try to eat only in that range of calories in a day. I was wondering what else could I do or what could I adjust in my diet to lose it. Time isn't a factor I just really need to fucking drop some weight because I iz a fat neckbeard.

pic potentially related.

Seems like a short term fix and I'm not looking for that. I'm looking for something long term that will last.

You shouldn't adjust at all. That looks like a good energy intake.
You can do two things: Consume even less energy, or use more energy. SO either eat less or do more sports, I would stick to what you're on now, though.

So stay the course and get the fuck out of the basement once in a while and jiggle around? Sounds easy enough. If anyone else wants to say something add it here I'll keep an eye on it for a while and I do appreciate what info I can get.

It's not, once you lose the weight, you've lost it, after that it's a matter of building up the good habits, and lifestyle.
It'll just help you lose it faster, once you know what it's like to have abs, you wont ever want to lose them, except on a really big bulk if you want to get bigger.

Don't stay on such a low calorie diet for long. What you're currently doing is a short term fix. If you stay at 1200-1800 cals, your metabolism is going to be insanely slow and your body will happily store extra calories as fat.
