Change your diet, you eat too much processed food. Cut all sugary drinks out of your diet. Start run/walking (run until you can't, walk until you get your breath, run again). You can't do P90x right now, especially if you have no equipment. In your current state your body will probably respond to any exercise, so don't worry about this building muscle/losing fat first bullshit, both will come. People think building muscle as becoming zomg xbox hueg in a month, fuck that shit. You will notice muscle as well as fatloss. Go to the gym and do what you can but don't underestimate yourself for fucks sake and don't just do things because you know how to do them, that's no reason. Go find some fucker in there to help you if you have to. Be careful. Know your limits in weightlifting, especially in regards to form, if you're going to be wobbly all over the fucking place then you'll end up with uneven muscles. Be disciplined, get a routine, mix it up, and don't give up. Get music, talk to people, find out new shit, it's a journey.
