Start: 6'0" 275 lbs. Zero muscle mass, size 46 jeans, JELLY ROLLS JELLY ROLLS NOBODY LOVES YOU.
Current: 6'0" 174 lbs. Size 31 jeans, pretty lean, some abs visible, ~12% body fat, 52 BPM resting pulse, kind of fucked over muscle composition from not having access to a proper gym and doing all rowing (lol no pecs) but it's awwwwwwriiight.
Goal:
6'0" 180 lbs. Size 30, Run 10K fairly easily, <50 resting pulse, <8% body fat (all abs visible), good muscle mass, eventually working on all five points of fitness (strength, endurance, speed, flexibility, and agility).
