Hey /fit/. I'm probably some sort of retard but help me out.

So I'm back at home for summer from college. There are things about this that I need solutions to.

1. At school, I rarely ate. Ever. Most I'd eat a day would be like, a small dinner or probably a box of saltines and some water. Now I'm home and there's all sorts of home-food and it feels like I never stop eating, which is probably just in comparison to the whole not-eating thing from school. When I eat I feel sick - my friend says it's because my stomach shrank from not eating enough and I'm like, "That's dumb," but she's probably right. Anyway the point of this is how can I stop feeling like I eat 24/7? I don't really want to go back to just crackers and water but I don't want to feel like three meals a day is OMG WAY TOO MUCH.

2. At school I had a huge gym and recreation center where I'd do my hour of cardio and strength three times a week (I'd walk the quarter mile track for 15 minutes total before and after I'd do 30 minutes stationary cycle set to mid-level resistance, and 15 minutes of elliptical set on a similar resistance level). Now at home, all I've got to do anything with is a set of 5-pound weights and a bike, but the weather's been too awful to get out and do anything. What can I do with this shit?

tl;dr: how do I not feel like I eat tons of food and what can I even do with 5-pound weights

you can bludgeon yourself about the head with the weights until you don't want to eat anymore?

Just eat smaller portions, if your mom or whoever puts a plate of food in front of you, take half and push it to the side then eat the other half

seriously man... all through highschool, all i had was 1X2 meter space in my tiny room, a bike and 1 5kg weight. and i was in great shape, still am

think about it...
i did, push-ups, crunches, tricep dips, lunges, jogging on the spot, star jumps, and a whole bunch more...

and that's not even mentioning.. the one weight, i used to chuck it in my school bag, chuck in other heavy shit, and do a heap of weight exercises with that... squeeze a tennis ball for those forarms...

that may not be a perfect routine, but seriously, don't think, just do. eat as well as you can. sleep 7.5 hours a night.

you can become fit in a 1X2m room, i did.
