Sup! /Fit,
Fat Fucker here. I have lost 15Kg/33Pounds and need to loose a further 15Kg/33Lbs but I have started to plateau.
My question is... My BMR says approx 2200Cal per day. If my intake is less than the BMR (say1500) will this be detrimental? I have herd that my body could store more food because I am not eating enough. I work out twice a day, cardio in the morns and weights at night, 6 days a week.
Should I be eating more than my BMR or less?
I really don’t know what I should be doing.
