BREAKFAST Anonymous
itt breakfast, the most important meal of the day

I've read alot about how breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day yet when I read people on tnation,/fit/, or bodybuilding.com I see quite a few people who just eat egg whites and a piece of whole grain/whole wheat toast

shouldnt we be eating more or is that sufficient?

so basically itt, post me a perfect breakfast

A perfect breakfast for me is three eggs, scrambled with salsa, cayenne pepper, a fuckton of spices mixed into it, with some diced sausage and cheese added to the mix, with bacon, apple slices, and a croissant, followed up by some very strong black tea with a little milk. OM NOM NOM.

Two eggs from organic chickens fed with flax seed (high omegas) scrambled and cooked into an omelette with sauteed greens and 2% organic cottage cheese. Add mixed herbs and whole flax seeds on top. Occasionally a piece of spelt bread toast. Organic Yerba Matte tea (huge antioxidants)

About an hour or two later I usually have a banana or an orange with some raw almonds.
