Hi /fit/

I'm recently thinking about dieting to ease my symptoms of PCOS. Currently, I'm about 230, 5'9- but my body doesn't really show it. My doctor says I am largely built and have more muscle mass than fat. One can easily see muscle definitions on my body, but ..I'm still put in the "obese" category. So, I'd like to lose a little weight around the middle so my ovaries don't explode so often, haha.

Any tips on how to keep healthy? Any snacks/meals
to recommend? I'd really appreciate it!

( measurements are 50-36-47 btw, is that healthy?)

You are overweight whether female or male. cut that shit down.

-Eat 4-6 meals /day , breakfast to be your largest of all. with eggs, oatmeal, bread etc
-Snacks can be small sandwich with low fat cheese and lean chicken cuts or even fish.
-No fast foods everyday or chocolate/ice cream shit.
-Cook at home and prepare food that's balanced in Carbs, protein and (good) fats
