Anyway, what you're going to want to do is induce some hardcore ketosis. Take a few shots of olive oil (or whatever) and 1 multivitamin every day (a morbidly obese guy did this for a while and lost like 200 lbs), and instead of doing exhausting workouts, do stuff that's more along the lines of survival, like taking day-long walks/hikes, and bringing a minimal amount of high fat/protein food and water. It's definitely possible, but it's a foolish endeavor.
However, I'm pretty sure you're going to lose the bet, and if you do win, it's not going to be pretty or worth it, since you'll likely end up weighing more than you did before, and risk some serious health issues despite how well you execute it.
