/fit/, I present you with two questions:

#1: I want to try and go on a diet where I eat nothing but what you could find in nature since that's the best stuff for you. What would /fit/ recommend me eating?

#2: I'm completely out of shape. I view this as the marble that needs to be chiseled. What can I do on a daily basis to get into better shape? inb4 "move moar", I want to know what stretches/exercises in particular would be beneficial.

look up the "cave man diet" or "the paleolithic diet". Pretty much focuses on what you're looking for.

there are two major components to fitness. There are many more elements of course but a beginner should focus on muscle strengthening and cardiovascular conditioning.

cardio to begin with can be anything from a 30 minute brisk walk to 30 minute jog. When you get in more shape, then you can start looking into interval training and Tabata method.

same with weight training. Right now, you want to work on getting your body strong and this can be done by doing a beginners weight training routine. Google "beginning weight trainers routine" and you'll come up with a ton of info. Again, start small, take your time, and don't move on to more challenging methods until you've become very comfortable with the beginners methods. Like don't go into olympic or power lifting if you're still having trouble doing pushups.

But start out small. google workout routines (both cardio and weight training) for beginners.

Stuff made/prepared for human consumption. Just think about how many parasites and diseases are covering your all natural food.

For 1 go into nature and eat what you find there.

For 2 SQUATZ with what you find in nature.

#1: If you can cook, buy fresh produce and (free range) meat and make your own meals. Avoid foods/snacks with high-fructose corn syrup in them at all costs.
#2: Push-ups, crunches, bicycle sit-ups, dips, pull-ups, and squatz.

lol enjoy your unregulated definition of organic food which is getting more 'unorganic' everyday

protip: they still use pesticides nigger

again, stop being stupid and assuming that when educated people use the word "organic" or "natural" they are referring to the shit in the grocery store. There's more to organic food than the pre packaged shit they sell to you at Stop and Shop.

lol maybe you go to the stop and shop nigger. stop being stupid and assuming no one knows about OMG obscure specialty health food stores.

lol wow buddy you really are hopeless. I'm not even talking about specialty health food stores. You sound like a 40 year old woman who is gullible enough to shop at places like Trader Joe's. Man, you make alot of stupid fucking assumptions. What i'm talking about is way beyond your perspective so I think i'm just going to stop talking now. I don't want to confuse you with things that are unfamiliar to you.

FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF

Stop your blatant trolling fags. This board is a fucking joke because it's too /b/ in here. Go back to /b/ with your shit.

OP, You should have learned basic stretches in high school. Other than that start with calisthenics and run a shitload. Your analogy is good because being healthy is like running a marathon not sprinting.

See that? I contributed fucking trolls.
