Sup /fit/.

I remember a few months back, when I decided to re-watch the entire Rocky collection one after another.

That month, and more after, I trained like a champ.

My training consisted of solid jogging early in the morning, heavy-duty iron pumping through the day, and 100-200 sit ups / push ups.

I also did some heavy-bag work to burn off some calories, and develop a hard punch in both hands.

But recently, I've had no motivation to do anything, apart from eat healthy..

Which movies motivate /fit/ to train, even if they're already fit?

wow, I could literally see her arms ready to snap on every lift.

I bet she's had many accidents.

watch rocky training scenes only, I have to admint, that they are really good when it comes to motivation. There are clips of it on JewTube.

You can also watch Kickboxer, it has also something like this. Or strictly BB movies - Pumping Iron, Raw Iron (deleted scenes from PI), Total Rebuild, Stand Tall, or other movies with recent bodybuilders - Yates, WHeeler etc

also, in b4 THE PUMP

The training scenes could work alone, but the story is compelling and provides a good attitute for self-mentallity, ultimately forcing you to focus on training.

you need a break like every three months or so, especially if you're training really heavy. You might even be overtraining.

If you've been fit for a long time then heavy training would be suitable.

Aslong as you don't passout, strain any muscles, etc you will be fine.

well you know what motivates so, so when you lose motivation expose yourself to it. go on youtube. watch boxing matches. check out manny pacquiao these days or watch "300". listen to some old school rock like LA guns or great white.

I watch a lot of UFC, parkour, psycho kung fu, stuff that takes crazy conditioning. I just imagine what it would take to make me get there.
