Most people miss the best way to train legs.
It's not high set and stuff, to grow your legs you want massive weight. The best thing i ever found for my legs was one set, twice a week, 90% weight, until failure (15-20reps), adding weight every session.
It works a treat and isn't hard to do 2 sets a week!

I am a beginner in weightlifting (2 months doing stronglifts) and can do 90kg (almost 1.5xBW) for 5x5 reps, so I'm pretty sure I can do 53kg for 4x20.

I mean, holy hell, that's less weight than body weight squats for me, and I can do like 40 of those straight without stopping.

Also, I presume you're doing this for cardio, right?
