Hey /fit/, just checking in, wondering if you guys think I'm eating well. Today I had a bowl of Oat Cluster Cheerios with a banana cut up in it and a Yoplait Light Blueberry Yogurt. For lunch I had a sandwich made out of wheat bread, 6 thinly sliced pieces of turkey, a slice of cheese, and some light miracle whip. A handful of baby carrots, and 10 strawberrys with some light fruit yogurt dip. For a snack a half hour ago I had a banana and granola bar.

So, how am I doing today? If you feel like it, post something I should have for lunch tomorrow.

Eat less than I used to. Eat healthier than I used to. And lose weight. I used to eat 4000 calories a day, roughly. I'm usually around 2000-2500 a day now.

Eat some spinach and drink some milk. Also ditch the crappy yogurt. It isn't bad but yoplait has a lot sugar.

Milk was in my cereal. Looking on a Yoplait container... 14g of sugar. Damn, you're right.

Not bad, but add more protein imo.. You had 2 bananas, 10 strawberries, yogurt, yogurt dip, granola bar, cheerios, bread... You could get rid of 1 banana, yogurt, and granola bar. Or eat egg whites for breakfast... (egg whites, spinach, mushrooms, Pam spray)

You should get the Kashi cereal. It's high in fiber and protein. Also whey protein shakes as a snack... (1 cup of skim milk, 1 scoop of whey, blend, yum)

Another good alternative to lunch that I like is poached salmon salad (instead of a boring turkey sandwich). Get some salmon, spinach leaves, broccoli, carrot slices, cucumbers, and whatever other vegetables you like. Add little bit of parmesan, and some Kraft Free Caesar Dressing (fat free, 25 calories per serving)... then mix that shit up. It's good, and has greens + protein.

I planned on getting Kashi cereal, but I really had a craving for the Oat Cluster Cheerios, so I figured I'd satisfy that craving.

I'll take everything you said and implement it, though.
