sup /fit/, curious how much cardio is too much cardio, and when days off are required (if at all)

i'm 200lbs and fairly out of shape and just recently I've been eating alot healthier and doing alot of cardio, but strictly cardio

so my question to sirs is how much is too much. can i spend 2-3 hours on a stationary bike daily?

I usually go 10 miles in about 45 minutes every other day

That pic is hilarious, yeah I wanna know the same thing, because personally I find cardio addicting, but I don't know if I am doing too much, I always thought the more you do the more weight you lose, simple, so if you over do it, you lose a shit lot of weight, but I am probably wrong.

do around 30 - 40 mins worth of cardio eery other day.

You might want to think about lifting some weights on the other days too.
