The majority of the weight you lose is water weight. In some cases, deposits from the insides of your intestines come out, as well as a little fecal matter which may contribute to "weight loss". Because much of nutrient absorption is done in the intestines (the stomach only processes a limited number of things and just churns the rest up), I suppose if you had an enema every day, you would lose weight, since you're essentially not letting you body absorb all the food you're eating.
