Is is a bad thing to eat nothing but tuna and egg white, mix with chicken breast and maybe turkey once in a while?

I would call a 100% percent protein diet with no fruits or vegetables a pretty fucking horrible diet.

Op here, what kinds of fruits and vegies should I add? orange, apple, banana? which one will gives what my body needs without any extra unwanted stuff.

Why are you eating so much protein anyway?
As far as unwanted stuff, your body NEEDS fat. It's called an essential nutrient for a reason. As far as fruits and vegetables go, eat a shit ton, and eat a variety. Fruits do have sugar in them, so you can overeat them. Try to aim for 3 servings a day. An example would be an apple with breakfast, a banana around noon, and maybe an orange a few hours before you go to bed.

As far as vegetables, the same thing applies with variety. The thing is though, is that most of the dark leafy vegetables (lettuce, broccoli) are so calorie light that you would have to eat mega-shitton amounts to get a lot of calories.

See, that's just it, they're all good for you. Science has only identified a very small percentage of the protective compounds in fruits and vegetables, and more are emerging every day, so we have no idea what you could be missing out on by only eating certain fruits or vegetables. Getting a variety is most important. So just eat whichever ones taste good to you, and eat lots of 'em.
