Hey /fit/ I trust you guys to lead me the right way now I have 2 dumbells each go to about 30lbs but i can only go to 20lbs but that isnt the problem I am as poor as poor gets and cannot afford a gym membership let alone a work bench, now how do i come up with a dumbell training regimen using just the dumbells? most of the sites i find on google have you use a bench so I need general opinions on what to do...
get a fucking gym membership you faggotit's not that expensive. buy less pot / alcohol / whatever.
