hey /fit/, last time I was here I was asking advice to slime down my fat flabby 350+ lbs ass. Well it's been a few months and I'm now around 255 thanks to your great advice. But it seems that I'm just kinda stuck here now, I've raised the intensity in cardio and weights to see whether my weight would change but I'm still stuck at this wall.

I was told that it was because I was gaining muscle and losing weight, which I believe is total bull. I feel as if it may be because I haven't been eating lunch anymore (due to school) and been making up for it at dinner. I was just wondering if you'd know what could be going on physically or any opinions on what I should change/do (nb4 purging, no gag reflex (nb4 gay jokes))

currently I've just been eating high protien foods, and up to around 1900 calories a day (maybe a bit less on most days) and no bad crap n' such

thanks

I really wish I could, but in the morning my stomach cant take much and is really sensitive then

I'm about 6 feet
I could give you a very vague and simple minded explanation since I never really payed much attention to the actual names of each lift. I just do what I'm told. But I switch between upper and lower body on different days if that helps in any way...which I doubt.

I know exactly what you mean OP. You basically hit your plateau. I hit mine at 180 pounds, after I dropped from 230. After three frustrating weeks of staying at 180, I was pissed as hell. This is what I did to break it:

What I normally did was have a calorie defect of about 500 calories a day. What I started doing after my plateau was have a weekly calorie deficit, instead of a daily one. I'd still have a 3500 calorie deficit a week, but on some days I'd have a 300 calorie deficits, and on some days id have 700 calorie deficits. This kept my body from "getting used" to my eating habits. So far it seems to be working. I'm currently at 170, and slowly, but surely losing fat. Hope this helps you OP.

baw. man up and eat some oatmeal or tuna first thing in the morning. you need to either have ~6 meals a day at -500 maintenance calories, or step everything else up.

even out your meals to keep your metabolism constant imo. try to eat less more often.
