I'm 5'7, started out at 140 lbs. According to Rip's chart, my estimated 1RM max (I'm using 85% as training weight) on squats are nearing advanced status, and the deadlifts are already there. Not trying to brag or anything, but I do think I'll keep it up with SS. Only done one reset so far, so I think I'll change it up when after another reset happens. Like to gain 10 more pounds but thats not very important to me, so probably shoveling more food and milk down is a good idea too. My goal is to break through the 1RM advanced status with my training weight (heheheh) for all the lifts, before I switch everything up by going over to the darkside, Crossfit. No raging allowed, enlisting in the USMC in a year. Anyways, I'm kind of rambling, going to hit the sack now.
