Hey /fit/. I'm a fattie (5'6 and 160lbs) who needs to start working the fuck out.
For a start, I've been walking/jogging 5 days a week for either 20 or 30 minutes. I know I need better cardio, but I'm trying to work myself into it and make it a habit.
I don't eat that horribly, but I used to starve myself which ruined my metabolism. I'm a vegetarian, but I try to get a lot of protein.
My main problem is breathing. I have really bad asthma (probably from being a fattie.). It really affects my workouts, because I have to stop before my muscles even start burning.

So my questions for /fit/ are...

1. What should I eat to work myself out of fasting every few days?
2. Should I switch to jogging/running? How long? How many days?
3. Do any of you have breathing troubles and what do you suggest to fix it?

also, I apologize for any typos I didn't correct.
