Hey /fit/, sometimes I get tired of seeing the same questions over and over here. I am not mad at the people, exactly. Just that you kind posters have to repeat the same information over and over again, and if you aren't in the mood for it, OP bitches.I am thinking about making just a few big images with instructions and pertinent images so we can WHABAM provide answers with minimal effort.Feel free to propose here what topics should be covered. So far, I am thinking:-How do I lose fat?-I want to gain muscle. Can you guys give me some tips?-What supplements should I take?First draft idea, at the bottom of every image, after important information, it will read: "AND DO MOAR SQUATZ" regardless of topic.
You should some good over-all work out programs. Or just add a link..
That is the plan. For muscle gain, I will mention important complex lifts: Deadlift, squat, overhead press, ect.Does anyone know the max image size allowed on here?
