started a new job just over 4 weeks ago and i cycle there and back on average 3 times a week i guess. its 45 minutes each way, and obviously my muscles were pretty tired at first but now it seems its my knee joints that are really sore the next day. I don't wanna cripple myself already, im only 22.any advice on how to stop cycling hurting your knees?
