/fit/ can a monstrous deficit actually increase fat storage? I only eat ~1200 a day + exercise 6 days out of the week. But I'm also working (painting, cleaning... not a desk job) at least 5 hours about 5 days a week. I'm eating more than I was before I started working out but I don't know if I'm eating enough to have a safe calorie deficit with the included work. I'm worried its too large and affecting my progress...Input?
