Alright /fit/, Heres my situation.
I am 17 years old (Yea, underage b&) and I know that these are the glory years of my life.
I go into my last year of highschool next year, and my goal is to be skinny as fuck (maybe a bit muscular) before school starts next year.

To be honest, I don't give a fuck about health when it comes to this, I just feel a need to look good like I did back when I was 11 and under.

I am 6'0" and 205 pounds, and my goal is 150.

I can do sit ups, squats, and other around the house exercise...
How can I best reach my goal in terms of diet, and what exercises should I do and how many of each per day?

I lost weight by cutting calories and doing tons of aerobic excercise (long walks, jogging, running, ski machine, stationary bike) and I went down from 220 to 170 in 4 1/2 months.

"a need to look good like I did back when I was 11 and under"

what?

Sorry kid, but you obviously skipped health class when they went over "body changes".

You are never ever ever going to look like you did at 11. If you are suddenly fat and you used to be skinny, that's one thing, you can become muscular again, but you are never going to look like you did at age 11. You have more muscle mass. You have height and wider bones. You might even have some fat as your body continues to develop. You are an adult now. At 11, your body was a child's. You will never look like a kid again. Sorry.

Jesus christ, what are you, retarded?

What a waste. Fuck being skinny, the world starts when you get out of school. Don't focus on losing weight, instead focus on turning the weight you have into muscle. It will look so much better, and at that age you only need a little bit of muscle to impress all the girls.

Also later on when you actually want some muscle, you're gonna regret it if you dumped off all that weight and have to gain it all to make building muscle even remotely possible.

Poor, misguided soul.

These are only the glory years of your life if you're the kind of sad, pathetic man who peaks in high school and never moves on. You have plenty of living to do. No matter what, no matter how much you like them, ditch your high school friends ASAP when you go to college. Go to the best school possible and do well. Then ditch your college friends ASAP and go to grad school.

I thought my life was over at high school. Then I went to college. Then I thought my life was over. Now I'm in law school. It just keeps getting better and better. I'm in great shape, happy, and am about to become rather wealthy quite soon.

Sort of beside the point, but you needed some sense talked into you.

Oops, I meant to quote>>33784.

The pilot light went out on my stove. I fixed the situation and am in the process of ventilating my apartment. Until then, there's a little bit of gas in the air and I feel sort of stupid.
