So my girl just curled up to go to sleep since apparently running for 3 hours makes her 'tired'. It's not my fault I overate a few days ago and have to run to work it off and she runs with me. Well, maybe it is.

Gonna make her some breakfast in bed tomorrow to make it up, but is this actually an unreasonable workout?

Japan is so repressed it's hilarious.

There's a japanese exchange student living across the house from me. She stays shut up in her room ALL DAY EVERY DAY.

The only time I saw her was when I ran into her outside the bathroom three weeks ago.

Unreasonable for you? Probably not but you should watch your knees carefully as you get older, three hours is a lot unless you're professional and will screw your knees up good.

For her? Maybe, if she feels that tired but on the other hand she can do it.

Well, maybe this is condom based results and China just doesn't use condoms.

running (or any cardio for that matter) for extended periods of time (over about an hour) will start costing you muscle... look at lance armstrong

Being professional doesn't magically save your knees.

True, it doesn't. It does however mean you'll have the money to pay to get them fixed as well a professional trainer who'll look after you and make sure you don't screw them up too badly.

Yes, Op, it is unreasonable.
Damn, doesn't anyone actually answer the original question anymore?
