Hey /fit/, I have sleeping problems.

I sleep way too fucking much. At night, I usually sleep for 12 - 14 hours. Any less than that, and I'm just tired and groggy all day. Sometimes, even with 12+ hours of sleep, I end up taking a nap for an hour or two due to the fact that I'm tired anyway. I don't understand why I'm so sleepy all of the time. I exercise regularly, avoid foods that would make me tired, etc. This only started a few months ago too.

What is wrong with me? Is there anyway to fix this without seeing a doctor? I just want to be able to function on about 7 or 8 hours of sleep like a normal person.

Suck it up, faggot. Just sleep 8 hours everyday and wake up at the same time. It'll take a few weeks before you won't feel ridiculously tired all the time, but you'll eventually adapt.

suck it up and drink coffee

TBH, a lot of good advice in the responses.

1. Sleeping too much makes you just as tired as sleeping too little.

2. Try coffee. It works.

3. Since it only started a few months ago, unless something else has changed in your life, you might have a terrible disease.
