Some being who can easily whoop your ass tells you that you may exercise as much as you like, but you must never run again unless it's for non-fitness reasons.

You are left with your trusty weights. You must now devise a method to get the most benefits out of one type of exercise. Using only weights, what would be the best method to:

Burn fat
Build muscle

Without employing any sort of traditional aerobics?

2 days of heavy olympic lifts, squats, and deadlifts

3 days of barbell complexes

Then okay, it's less efficient, just do lowish weight fast reps, like 5x15 or something. It get's your heart beating faster. Or punch/kick a bag, do jumping jacks, weighted jumps, hanging v-ups and BURPEES. no breaks in between, keep that heart pumping

A rowing machine, not a bent row cable machine. Unless you have 7 buddies, a midget, and around $25,000 to fork over for a racing skull. :>

I am slowly running away from /fit/ because of poor adivces. But how come there are people here that try to help the poor newbies and protect them from /fit/ ? Were you first on /fit/ then got on t-nation ?
