Everybody here seems to like squats, so I've been doing more of them. Problem is my knees are shit and I'm afraid they might give out half the time. Here's where you come in /fit/...
What's the proper way to do a squat to minimize damage to the joints? What's the optimum leg spacing, angle of feet and knees, depth, and general placement of all my body parts? Or, if not that, what are good squat replacements?
