Sup mis/fit/s?I was wondering, is there anything I can do on emergency measures to improve performance for an event in a couple of weeks? Obviously muscle training takes a lot longer than this, but is there anything related to diet, or perhaps anything else?I've got a huge physical test in a week that I only found out about today, and I think I can just about do it, but it'd be nice to ace it. It consists of pressups, situps, squatthrusts and running.Is there anything I can eat, drink or do(can't really get hold of steroids,) to improve performance short term?Picture always related
