if it's a serious problem just go to the gym and do bench presses. Should help. Also, you can do pushups with your knees on the ground but it's better for your abdominals (which will support a lot of wieght during sex, trust me) if you do them like in the picture. Keep doing it until you can't any more, take a rest, come back and do some more until you finally can support yourself for at least an hour's worth of pushups. Then you will be able to do just about anything in bed.
Also, it'll be easier if you run enough to lose the wieght, as it will make it much harder for you to support yourself with extra baggage, and I'm sure you're girlfriend would appreciate it too.
