okay, than something helpfull:
- cheese, milk and eggs should acompany lean meats every once in a while - it's really hard to gain muscle mass without gaining body fat - do medium weights (so it should take 12 to 15 recurrences untill you're exhausted) - do four or if you can five sets - pause between two sets an train a completely different part of your body - it should be at lest one day between training the same part again - once you done this about a month, take a week or so off and do only cardio and resting in this week
