How is this as a breakfast

2 scrambled eggs, whole wheat toast, and OJ?

MOAR PROTEIN

You could have saved 100 calories if you had used egg beaters and nature's own 40 calorie bread instead.
>> JerseyJackass !TwoDwkW3bI
i just mean for something easy to make every day
>> Anonymous
it's a perfectly fine breakfast that should keep you going for a while

neat

get better bread. 'whole wheat' doesnt mean 'healthy'. look for ingredients, and don't eat the bread with fuck in it.

PROTIP: if it's square, branded, presliced, double bagged and it comes with one of those little clips on it, it's just white bread that hasn't been COMPLETELY bastardized. get freshbaked breads that get hard by the next day, slice them and freese them yourself.

now thats just the exact opposite of what /fit/ has told me.

How were they scrambled? If with margarine/butter, then it's not that healthy of a breakfast.

2% milk?

...you cook your eggs with milk?
>> Anonymous
>>91293

milk makes your eggs fluffly

But won't your eggs just stick to the pan? You need some sort of fat/oil don't you?
>> Anonymous
op, don't listen to these idiots

try to eat egg beaters or 4 egg whites instead of 2 eggs with yolk

also try having an orange instead of juice, unless it's freshly squeezed

also you don't need to save calories in a 400 calorie breakfast. you don't want to starve yourself.

What about a 2-egg omelet and some green tea? Is that too little? I only use about a teaspoon of olive oil to cook it in.
>> Anonymous
What about this.
4 Scrambled eggs, 100g oatmeal with 2 slices of bread?
Along with a glass of milk, obviously.
>> Anonymous
don't worry about counting calories for breakfast. you really just want a well balance one, ie fruits (fresh or juice), veggies (juice or omelet), milk (drink, cheese), meat (eggs, maybe ham for omelet)
and grains (toast) you can have eggo blueberry waffles too, they're only like 100 calories each and good filler with some nutrients.

Ditch the Oj and eat an orange. Make sure the bread is low GI. If you scramble eggs, do so with olive oil.

2 scrambled eggs A DAY is way too much, 2-4 eggs a week is the reccomended. fuck the spelling.

mix it up with museli, porridge, wholemeal toast with almond or pistachio butter on it and a sprinkle of raisins (get those butters at holland & barrats) Juice is all good, i like juice, some say the high GI is bad for you but first thing in the morning as long as its combined wth a low GI its all good...

you might want to try squeezing the juice of a lime or lemon into a pint of iced water, that will kick start your metabolism and give you a nice healthy blast of vit c.

Can't go wrong with a nice bowl of Weetabix.

Don't listen to this other guy, eggs are wonderful for you. 2-3 whole eggs a day is fine.
>> anonymous
mate, you're wrong. 2-3 eggs a day is too much.

Second. They are high in cholesterol but there is a difference between dietary and cholesterol found in your blood.

haha, what the fuck?

oh shit my bad, i just realised this was a troll thread.

as arnold schwartzennager said, "why throw away the yolk? that's the best part."

anyways, outdated quackfags are quackfags. eat as much egg cholesterol as you want. unless you have familial hypercholesterolemia or some other fucked up genetic predisposition, you're a-ok.

now, if you're a fat fuck, you might want to toss the yolks simply because they're fatty and calorie dense.

OJ = water and sugar, fool. how is that not empty? you are the troll for saying anything otherwise!
>> Anonymous
>>91489
they'd be better served cutting other foods before they ditch the yolks if you ask me.

>>91490
sigh. 'sugar' lol. fucktard.
>> anonymous
yep egg cholesterol is all good mate
>> Anonymous
>>91495
oh right, it's actually highly nutritious high fructose corn syrup, not sugar. let me guess, you're a hippiefag who thinks juice is healthy just because it has flavoring from a fruit?

also, OJ = sugar/hfcs + water.
>> Anonymous
try grapefruit juice instead of OJ
i've heard that it's good for your blood sugar levels, and it's a hell of a lot easier than eating a grapefruit the regular way
>> Anonymous
>>91504
what? now i now you're a troll. if it's got hfcs in it it's not orange juice. fuck.
>> JerseyJackass0 !TwoDwkW3bI
>>91310
i didnt feel that i was starving myself. It kept me going from 7 in the morning to 12.

yesterday i had a whole orange with the juice woo

>>91368

>do so with olive oil.

you mean instead of the milk? or just to make the pan nonstick?

also, newfag here, whats GI?

>>91489
im not fat just overweight and trying to lose weight. I'm running 5x a week and working out 3x a week

so whats the verdict on the OJ? it's supposedly 100% orange juice, it's not "enhanced" with vitamins or energy
>> Anonymous
you can have one egg a month at most

Milk mixed in the egg makes it fluffy.
If you're so concerned with your eggs sticking, just use some cooking spray. Extremely low fat (7 calories for a 1 second spray).

I know I'm replying to a troll post, but whatever.
