What does /fit/ think of sucralose?I.E. Zero cal sweetners such as Splenda. Are there any other good options that are more natural than this artificial stuff? I've heard of things like Stevia (http://www.healthyshopping.com/sweetleaf/) and Z-sweet (http://www.zsweet.com/) but I'm still curious about zero cal sweeteners at all.
Xylitol is great, and when it dissolves it makes shit cold. Perfect for making no-cal sweet tea.
Just fucking drink tea or water without anything. Do you really need sweeteners?
>>252325Yeah! Oh wait, i put honey in my tea.
Enjoy your cancer.
>>252325Who the fuck sweetens their water?I mean, the tea part I can understand, but why the fuck would someone sweeten water?
>>2523320/10I use splenda for tea and there's a diet coke that comes with it.
>>252329That works, but still, there's no need to sweeten tea.>>252334I wouldn't be surprised if some of you fatasses did that.
>>252337you're right, because that green mint tea tastes really good without anything, but i add honey so the caloric value increases.
ASpartame myths are just myths. Try eating some real sugar and less of everything else.
maltodextrin >> sucraloseTastes better, doubles as fiber, and it doesnt give you cancer. Sucralose is made with fail.
have you tried stevia? it's not bad in tea.
