Much better source of protein than hummus.

So does hummus have any nutritional value, or is it just filler?

Low sugar/salt. Fairly good source of fiber/complex carbs (depending on what kind you buy)

It's just about the most god damn delicious thing in my diet atm. I use it as a condiment on just about everything.

As long as you're dating someone who makes you happy and you aren't disgusting to look at, it doesn't matter how much weight you gain.
