Ok, so I live in California. As anyone who keeps up on these things can tell you, there are about 840 wildfires burning here because of a huge thunderstorm we had. At present where I live is so smokey that you can't see the houses across the street. The problem is that I haven't been able to go out running since saturday, and god only knows when I'll get to go out again. So at present, I'm stuck inside with no real way to do cardio. What should I do?

Wait whut? I'm in southern california right now and I know nothing of this. Or is this in norcal?

If it's still that thick, maybe you should just do a fuckton of burpees, or curcuit some bodyweight exercises.

Why can't you go running? Get a mask. DUH.

I'd run in a gas mask given the chance.
