If snowboarding requires toe control, your only option would be to devise some sort of cybernetic device attached to your toeless foot to compensate. Of course I know exactly jack shit about snowboarding, so I may not be the best guy to ask.
As for the limp, it may be possible to cover it up with practice, if it's connected to your lack of toes. Just practice, and even film yourself walking if you can. It's most likely a symmetry issue and you're trying to compensate, so you may be able to even yourself out.
