sup /fit/

I was hoping you guys could help me. I was wondering how to get rid of stretch marks. Mine look very similar to the pic (Above the hands...), and I was wondering whats the best way to go about getting rid of them. I'm already losing weight. I've been biking instead of driving lately, so thats taking quite a few pounds off. I was hoping there was something else (Vitamin-E, Bio-Oil, etc?) that would help in addition to losing weight.

Thanks in advance

I got horrible stretchmarks during puberty. Using scar cream helped to fade them (sorry, it was a while ago, so I don't remember the brand), but they'll never go away completely if they're that dark now. They'll get more shallow and lighter in color, but never disappear.

I had ones that looked the same and used Vitamin-E on them while also losing some pounds. They did get lighter and fade some, but you could still see them. However, I've gotten really tan this summer I can barely spot them. I'm sure if it will work for you OP, but a bit of sun really reduced their appearance for me.

Op, I was in the same position as you are. I lost 30 lbs and after that, I got pretty bad stretchmarks.

I used http://www.barmon.com/. the cream worked pretty well for me, my scars became less visable. They're still there, but I ran out so I don't know how far it would have faded. Also, you have to really pay attention to the instructions; twice a day.

It's kind of expensive and the bottle is really small, but it worked pretty well. Like I said, I ran out, so I don't know it's full potential.

I recently ordered some cream from Avon, which is suppose to be new and amazing. I'm waiting for it to arrive. When it gets here, I'll let you know how it works.

Also,>>233844I haven't tried that, but I will now!

The last thing you want to do is expose stretchmarks to sun light, that's why you can still see them. You are damaging not only the epidermis but the dermis beneath.
