assuming you were serious about trying to cut, then what you've got is fine, not good, but it'll work, if you were serious, you'd be doing HIIT 3 times a week.
Some exercise that are usefull: Get something heavy (I use car , front left wheel, 'cause I'm fckin poor) use that for a glute ham raise, if not, try doing stiff legged deadlifts with household items.
Squats work your arse if you do them low enough too.
