Greetings /fit/What are you opinions on caffeine? Yeah/Nay?I mean more specifically from coffee, excluding drinks with tons fo sugar.
I average two cups of black coffee a day + two 200mg caffeine pills.Feels good man
my thoughts would not pertain to you, but just for your knowledge i consume maybe 1 cup of tea a week
Before exercise: yes.Any other time: I stay away.It lowers your insulin sensitivity too much for me to want to use it when I'm not training.
massive coffee addict, like 5-6 cups a day normally, more if I have to study out in the night. Works for me now, could quit if I really needed to, have done before just to prove I could.
Get massive headaches in the morning before my first two cups (black).
