Today i had my first meeting with a personal trainer and they said that I have a 4100 calorie rmr and I need 3100 calories for a 1000 calorie deficit. I'm a somewhat big guy, but that seems a little high to me. 6'3'', 246 lbs, 26.5% bf. Does that seem high to you?

Most likely a troll, but I need this answered. Can I live on Protein shakes (Soy milk, Soy protein powder, 1 Tbsp Olive oil, 1 Tbsp Flax seeds) Fruit juice (homemade) and a multivitamins? The way I've calculated it my macronutrient ratios are good, I've got enough fiber, I don't see any micronutrients missing, and it's heavy on Phytonutrients. If I need solid "real food", I'd like cited sources.
