Hey man,
Sounds like you have exactly the same thing I did for a while. Crippling head pain after only a few reps. After it happened the first time, it kept also happening when I fapped/boned mai waifu.
The doctor was fucking useless. I had to figure it out myself - it seemed to happen whenever my heart rate increased *fast*. I think the blood pressure in my skull was increasing faster than I could cope and bang, migraine time.
I eventually got over it. I did this by giving up weightlifting for about a month. Instead, every day I would hit the treadmill. I would start very slow at first, and very gradually increase speed. Eventually I'd reach a good speed (about 6mph) and I'd maintain it for 20 mins. If I felt ok, the next day I'd increase it to 6.1mph.
The idea was to increase my heart rate gradually so there wasn't a sharp rise in pressure.
After a month, I started warming up on the treadmill before hitting the weights. Now I don't even need to do that, my body just adapted.
But, you should see your doctor just to rule out anything serious. Repeat what I did, but for Christ's sake take it easy the first few times, and get better.
