So fit, I'm wanting to slightly reduce the size of my calves. I use an exercise bike for an hour roughly 4-5 days a week on the highest resistance, but my calf muscles are getting a tad big. Not huge, but I'd rather have slimmer muscles.Should I start jogging instead? I'm assuming that would also help with my endurance, since I'm only average as far as distance running goes and I was hoping to work on that.Should I just go jogging around my neighborhood until I'm somewhere between fairly tired and exhausted? And as far as that goes, is there any advantage to jogging outside compared to on a treadmill aside from fresh air and sunlight?Pic unrelated.
