Here is how you do it, fags.
1. Work out as normal. 2. Change, rinse off in the shower with warm/cool water (not hot). Don't bother with soap. 3. Go to the sauna. Sit and sweat for 10 minutes or until you start to get foggy-eyed. If you start to cough or get lightheaded then time's up. 4. Go back to the shower, rinse in COOL water. 5. Go back to the sauna. Sit for another 5 or 10 minutes. 6. You're done, go shower and soap off.
The idea is to sweat. You won't hurt your muscles, your skin will feel MUCH cleaner, you'll get a lot less acne if you're prone to that kind of thing, and you won't STINK as bad when you do sweat.
Don't do it if you're not hydrated.
