So I have been looking up the proper way to do squats. As far as I can tell I am doing them just as shown. The problem is that when I attempt them, on the push up I notice my knees making kind of a snapping sound. Would that mean I am doing it wrong, or is there something else that I should probably look into first?Weight is 210 and I usually do the squats every other day after a 10-15 minute bike ride.Pic unrelated, but awesome
