Hey /fit/, I have got muscular arms and legs, but I have a skinny guy's gut. When I do situps and crunches I build muscle under the fat and it protrudes my gut further.I've decided that I have to definitely cut some foods out of my diet, but what kinds of exercises should I be doing?
Bench pressing to give yourself pectoral muscles so your gut doesn't look so bad.I'm already tired of answering stupid questions.
