i'm 16, 6'2 and weigh 174.Recently, i've began working out heavy and maxed out at 180. I'm still fairly skinny, but have good toning on my arms and pecks. I realized I need to work on my abs, I have some stomach fat, but not much. 10 lbs at most, I want to get it gone by summer, how often should I run a week?I've ran before but in a rigid workout plan.. any tips to a noob runner?
