Hi, /fit/. I'd like a written-up sort of fitness/exercise thing that'll basically tell me what to do, when to do it and how much of it to do. I wouldn't say I'm that out of shape, but I am and It'd be cool to rectify that. I've tried doing some small exercises by myself (namely push-ups, sit-ups, that sort of thing) but I can't keep it going and I think it would help to just have a sheet that would have to do. I'm not asking for you to write me up anything, but I'd just like to know if you know of any exercise schedules that don't involve buying a Bow-Flex.
