I have started a routine of 45 minutes rowing each day (except sunday, when the gym is closed) During that time I usually row a bit over 9 Kilometers (around 6 miles) I've started doing this with the aim of loosing weight, (I'm 6'5", ~280lbs) how effective do you think this will be?The extra exercise tends to make me eat more then I usually would, I'm not willing to go hungry, but If there are (relatively easy to prepare) foods that I should try to substitue, I'm open to eating differently.
