Weed and Exercise
Start with 2-3 weeks of solid long-distance running at a speed of 7 or higher. I'm talking 2-3 miles
When your legs get used to it, do HIIT.
4 minutes sprinting/jogging in 30s intervals 4 minutes resting 4 minutes sprinting/jogging in 30s intervals
4-5 times a week. Also change your diet.
No soda, no excess sugar, no pastries (brownies, cake, ect. Gone.)
Replace any cravings you have outside of your main 3 meals a day with fruit. I'm talking bananas and apples specifically. Breakfast should be your biggest meal of the day, if not, lunch. Eat dinner in proportion to how much you had for breakfast/lunch.
For you, try to eat about 2000-2500 calories a day.
It will be gone in no time.
