allright /fit/ here's a challenge

design a weekly workout session that can be done at home with nothing more than space to do squatz, pushups, and situps, and two 12 pound dumbells.

You go out and jog for 5-10 minutes, or you figure out a way to warm up your arm and upper body.
Then you max pushups and situps (You do as many as you can of both 3 times in a row with a small break inbetween). For example doing pushups lets say you managed 30 the first time, then do situps u managed erm... 40? then you do this again 2 more times and you got like 30, 40, 28, 38, 25, 42. And then you cut these in half and then you do x3 of both once a day and always add one more rep for each day to each exercises. Lets say pushups you would do about 15, then next day you do 16 pushups 3 times and 20 situps 3 times, day after that 17 pushups 3 times and 21 situps 3 times. and so forth, you could also do this with other exercies you know.

everyone forgets jumping.
do a power squat. its a squat with enough force to make you airborne (therefore jumping). Go low, then come up for a high jump, and ease back down to a low squat. Do that for 30sec and tell me how well you did. Hard shit.
