OP, if you aren't a troll, this is the issue--your workouts aren't good.
Run more. 2 miles minimum at a fast pace is a good place to be.
Bicep curls are just a start. Do sets of 8-15. Work your lats. Work your pecs. Do all your muscles. Free weights.
20 situps is nothing. Do more. Do sets.
