When the fall season ends I'm going to take the time I've been spending playing tennis and start trying to improve my strength, flexibility, and speed, so I'm trying to plan it all out ahead of time.

Right now I want to do the 5x5 starting strength shit, the P90 ap ripper x, and do endurance running/HIIT, as well as continue my handstand training so hopefully I can eventually do handstand pushups, planche, front flips, and other random shit.

My question is, assuming I run about a mile every morning, lift 3 Mon-Wed-Fri, do HIIT/endurance Tuesday and Thursday, and rest on Saturdays and Sundays (unless I decide to go for a run or do some pushups or some shit), when should I do the P90 ab ripper stuff?

Pic related, I'd like to be able to do this someday.

I don't advise mixing 5x5 with ape ripper.
