So /fit/ I have been using the Russian routine for bench press. I have been bulking up, and now today I decided to give my max press another go.
I used to max out at 175 lbs. Now however I can only bench 170 lbs. when I try to go over my newfound maximum my shoulder pops halfway out of socket, and I need to stop immediately. Anyone have experience with this? Maybe some way to fix it?
