Alright /fit/, I need some advice related to calisthenics, as they're my weapon of choice. So I'm going to layout my current routine and then ask the questions

3 sets of pushups. Right now they are one hand wide, one hand in diamond as I'm working up to one handeds. I do 10 with the right hand, 10 with the left.

3 sets of 50 bicycle cruches. Looking for something to upgrade too here, but I think dragon flags might be out of my league.

3 sets of 30 supermans. I left both legs with these.

3 sets of 50 heel raises

3 sets of 35 bodyweight squats

Looking for any upgrades/suggestions.

Oh, right. And I do fingertip/wide pullups off a door everytime I go to the bathroom or my bedroom. Max set each time

I cant think of much, but you may try to get two benches or chairs and do your pushups with those. Itll let you go farther down and will make your goal of one handed pushups easier. Also jump rope has always been a good addition to any calisthenics program.
