thats kind of an health question. for the past 9-10 months, i've been poopin 3, sometimes 4 times a day. its not like i have diarreha. is that normal?

As long as it's fairly soft and easy to pass, there's no reason to panic.

im eating healty. not eatin much of fats. but i take a lot of fiber and protein.

I usually shit once every 2 days and its a solid log, never anything else unless im sick or attempt a serious diet change.
I eat alot of fibre on a regular basis such as bran flakes and porridge.
Any ideas why I shit brix and dont shit 1-2 times per day?

Shitting rate depends on how fast your metabolism is, which in turn depends a lot on how much you eat and exercise.

A guy on a diet can shit several times a day and that's normal. He's shitting the fats out.

A guy on a fast may shit once a week or even less. That's not dangerous either, it's just that he doesn't have the fats to shit out.

With the amount of food/fiber I eat I'd be concerned if I WASN'T shitting at least 3 times a day.

Having said that, shitting less than once a day can't be good. Since most people aren't vegans/vegatarians you don't want fucking rotting meat staying inside your body for too long.

I don't really know how people can eat the right amount of fiber, drink the right amount of water and still only shit every few days.
