Hey anon, im looking for the cycle B and pyramid bench work out charts, including the page which tells me how many reps x percent of max. i cant seem to find it over google.

also im having a hard time getting back to the weight i used to do when i was in school.

for bench i would do the 205 workout:

105 x 12
125 x 8
145 x 6
165 x 4
185 x 2
125 x 12 or more (burnout)

the most ive ever gotten on a max was 185, but at the time i was able to get all my sets before that and 185 one time, with about 16 reps on the burnout.

that sure reads like u pulled something around sacroiliac area... i've read about it but never met a person that had this kind of pain. if you start having it when u don't workout check with a physician.
