Anyone of you own one of these (any models, not this one in specific)? If so, would you recommend it to someone who maybe needs to just lose a paunch of 10 pounds or so fairly quickly and is ready to work out 2 hours+ on a daily basis for about 4/7 days of the week?I'm getting the Bowflex Xceed Plus Home Gym, by the way.
