Hey /fit/, skinnyfag here. I'm going to start stronglifts next week (FUCK YEAH DOIN SOME SQAUTZ BRAH). Anyways, I

would like diet advice. There is a catch. I'd like to see if I can get big on a solely vegetarian diet. No, I'm not a

petafag, I just want to see if I can get enough nutrition to grow large without the help of meat. I'd just dive

straight into this but I am worried I won't be able to get enough protein for growing massive sqaut legs. What are the

best sources of protein that don't involve meat? No supplements or pills. That would prove that I can't get big on

just a vegetarian diet and need help. In which case, I'd just rather eat meat. Also, I will be a "Lacto-ovo-

vegetarian" meaning dairy products and eggs are fine, just no meat.

TL;DR I need good sources of protein for building muscle. No meat or pills.
