In all seriousness, though, it's most likely because the blood IS being diverted to other regions of his physique. A man's length and thickness is defined by the blood volume level engorging his penis. Now that his blood volume is being divided equally amongst other parts of his body, his penis is momentarily feeling the side affect. Don't worry, though; this is just momentarily.
