hello OP. your legs are really fine. If you want to loose weight, it's better to eat less carbos, and more fat/proteins. I am a man, and have lost a lot of fat lately, and a lot of it was at my arms and legs. I was only 15kg overweight, so I have around 5-7kg left. My legs are more toned and stronger/thinner now, while I have stronger and thicker arms due to the weigthtraining. I bicycle a lot so I don't need more muscles/strength in my legs.
you'll have a lot of hard work if you want to have thinner legs, but I recommend you to take some weightlifting/aerobic/running/bicycling/swimming. Then your body would be much more toned and fit, while you would'nt go down in weigth. That's much sexier than a thin woman without muscles. Remember that muscles is much better than fat.
