Okay /fit/, I need your help figuring out a workout/diet plan.

I'm 6'1", 203lbs, and 36" waist. i wanna lose fat and build muscle over the next 3 months and just switch over to a healthier lifestyle in general.

thing is, i don't know what should be in my diet and how i should approach weight training. i currently eat 4 or 5 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, lunch2, dinner and random salads). i go running in the morning before breakfast for a half an hour on mon, wed and fri (i can't run for shit; i'm following a running plan i found to ease myself into it). i do pushups/situps on every other day but i wanna switch to weight training with dumbells to get specific muscle groups but i have no clue how to go about that (reps, sets, etc.).

also, i take centrium supplements and cod liver oil pills. is there anything else specific i should take? would creatine do me any good? what's a reasonable expectancy by the end of august?
