Are your heels firmly planted into ground, are your hamstrings touching your calves and are you using more than 8 or so reps, because if you are, you'll naturally underload the glutes because you simply don't need much power from them to do the exercise.
Also: Bodyweight squats wont do shit for glutes anyway, what weight are they gonna be pulling up if it's not resting on your neck\in your hands, get some 10kg dumbell, repeat and that should help the butt get bigger.
