Another skinny fag here who actually wants to do something about it. I was looking at doing the Starting Strength program and then mixing in Crossfit on my days off and leaving Sunday as a rest day. What does /fit/ think? (pic related)

Try it. If it works for you, continue. I'd personally recommend leaving out the Crossfit on the principle that it's the rest days where your body grows. But who knows, if may do something to aid your growth.

Just do SS first. Start Crossfit after a couple of months. You'll get faster results overall.

yeah the only problem with eating all the time is I just moved into a new place and have a tight budget but i will try to keep up 4 meals a day

if you want to do crossfit on the off days i would suggest not doing it on all of your rest days and doing the easier wods
