Listen to this man. And if you can do sit-ups until your neck hurts, by all means, do it every time. You should be pretty ripped.
Also, try pull-ups. Those are pretty fun after you've been working out for a while.

Off-topic: I like how everyone in OP Pic's background is fat.

>More fruit, less fast food

Try less fruit, no fast food. Fair bit of natural sugar in fruit, also, fast/fried food you want to cut out totally. Once you're off the stuff for a month or so, you wont even want too eat it.

You probably wanna do some cardio too, I recommend getitng a cheap stationary bike, then parking it infront of the TV / Computer, and doing 20-30 mins 3-4 times a week.

is that the only exercise you've been doing since december? I'm just wondering ... no cardio?

NO!

Subway confuses so many people by claiming that 6 grams of fat bologna. That 6 grams is BEFORE they load it on with cheese and mayonaise/sauces, which ultimately fucks your meal over.

Just make yourself a sandwich and bring it on the go. Make sure to use wheat bread instead of white for more fiber, and less sugar. Hell, the wheat bread I was using today even have 4g protein in each slice! 16g protein from bread isn't bad....

I dont eat balogna mayo or cheese.

not eating 5 daily meals...?
>> Yoshi ?
>>13182>Troll, or new?

Eating 5 or 6 smaller meals through out the day keeps your body in a calorie burning(anabolic mode) more often.
Try adding some more high fiber foods to your diet, along with some cardio in the mornings and you will do fine.
My breakfast almost every morning: Coffee or green tea, 2 whole eggs 6 egg whites scrambled, 1-2 cups oatmeal, and some fresh fruit.
Keep up the good work bro!

first i would like to extend Anon congratulations on your excellent progress. but you really need heavy weights to get strong. and i mean that as in having more muscle mass burns fat tissue for fuel at an increased rate.

admittedly i'm biased, i don't like cardio much. but i lost weight weight training. just get some 15/20/30+ dumbbells cheap for used prices, see what you can do.

60 situps is pretty good. Check on google for different types and try to swap them around every few weeks. That way you will be using different supporting muscles and working different parts of your body.

For pushups, try putting your feet above your shoulders, say on a chair or low table. And for both exercises, the slower you do the exercise, the more stability your muscles will have to use.

That's pretty good, anon. You might want to expand your abdominal workout a little - honestly I'd recommend crunches over situps, they're better for purposes of isolation. Further, you might integrate twisting crunches or situps. This would work your obliques, providing a more rounded workout.
