Then join a place to work out. I joined a boxing center about six months ago, you become friends with the trainers and the regulars there. I also feel that seeing other people doing workouts your striving to get to (how fast some of the people at my boxing center are, people using the speed bag, etc.) sets a goal for yourself in your mind. Goals are the main motivators, but dont set one high goal; set an eventual one, but know what steps it will take to get there.
