For reference, I'm a skinny fag.
I workout 3 times a week for an hour on the upper body. I work 5 days a week, my place of employment is 4KM away, so I run there on days 1, 3, and 5. And cycle there and back on days 2 and 4. I ussually pick up my groceries in a backpack after work, which is why I don't run back. (Don't wanna tear/break any of the shit)
