Hello dear /fit/!I'm male, 16 years old and I'm going to the fitness center 3 times a week.I have a bit of a problem, since I was pretty fat a few years ago and passed many diets, I'm now normally shaped except at the region of my butt, all the area around my quadriceps (means the top of it, the side and its back) and a bit on my pectoralis major.I do around 20 minutes bicycle and run the thread mile for about 6-10 minutes. Not really fascinating endurance.I tried doing special workouts for my quadriceps and my pectoralis major, but the result was only in increasing the muscles size (Both on the quadriceps and the pectoralis major) without losing the fat which is left on it!Can you suggest me any workout/exercise for loosing the left fat on this parts of my body?I have like a 1,5 months to get those parts shaped well as the rest of my body!Please help and thanks in advance. (I don't know if it's forbidden to talk about bodybuilding/cardio fitness if I'm underaged, so sorry if I wasn't supposed to!)

Don't worry about shape of muscles\distribution of fat and whatnot. It's determined by genetics. You can only change your body's composition.

christ, its a troll. you see where he is taking commonly accepted ideas for weight loss (like lifting weights while losing weight to prevent muscle loss because muscle loss means a lower metabolism) and he is obviously going against them with his questions? that makes it a troll!
