So I've got one of these swiss balls. But I keep falling off on the exercises where I focus most of my weight on it. I'm worried about slipping off and getting injured. Any tips on balance?

If the pic is realted then.

Start with placing it beside a wall, and while doing presses push back with your legs.

The longer you stay on the more your body will adjust. Try getting one of those cups that keep the ball steady on the ground first if you're having a really hard time balancing yourself. I was completely unbalanced before using one and even when I started to fall I always found a way to balance myself before hitting the floor. Perhaps you need to check how much air is in it?

the best thing to do with swiss balls is to throw them away

You might be on to something there, When I compare my ball to the picture, mine seems a lot bigger.

in pic, feet wider apart for more stability. feet closer together for more challenge. lose weights when beginning, work up to heavier stuff. begin with soup cans or something.

they can be used to engage a lot more muscles to keep yourself stable.
