>> Anonymous
>>61552
No, but all that dressing is.
>> Anonymous
>>61552
No, but the dressing and the insane amounts of sodium are.

>>61552

go fuck yourself

The weird things they use to preserve them sure are. Dressing in general is good though, you need fat in your diet.

dressing is seperate

The mayonnaise could be very fatty but other all these are fairly well balanced. If you're having one with deep fried breaded/battered chicken it won't be healthy

when I worked at kfc, i found out that twisters are worse for you than zinger burgers!

mayonnaise is actually full of unsaturated fats. It's super high in calories but if you're working out regularly, mayonnaise will just end up lowering your cholesterol like mad.

can't you find this sort of information out online...

Basically, anything from McDonald's is bad for you.

The pop/soda/sodie-pop ~might~ only be as bad as store-bought carbonated beverages, but who knows.

Avoid them like the plague.

the fountain drinks are probably more watered-down and therefore less sugary than their store-bought versions. but unhealthy is still unhealthy, and people who drink diet coke with their greaseburger are morons.

The problem with McDonald's isn't the fat content, it's all the other extra shit they put in the food. Look at a list of ingredients one day.

Ugh mcdonalds

I haven't eaten mcdonalds for three months. Not for any health reasons but because it got to the point where I wasn't enjoying any of the food and I was just eating simply because i was hungry. Seriously everything on their menu tastes like shit.
>> Anonymous
McDonald's puts sugar in EVERYTHING. Including salads.

tl;dr Make your own wraps.
>> Anonymous
>>61816
so it pretty much contains a lot of hydrogenated fat for a start. good reason not to eat the shit right thar.
>> Anonymous
what about regular wraps, the ones self-made? not the ones from mcdonalds..are wraps in general good to eat almost everyday?
>> Anonymous
Actually I was just at Quiznos the other day and their stuff has insane amount of calories. more than McD burgers! Fuck the overpriced, clean looking fast food.

>>61836
Agreed, I'd rather spend the extra $1.50 and get a sandwich from Tim Hortons.

Eating salad at McDonalds very close to an oxymoron.

Quizno's entire ad campaign is an exercise in stupidity. They're trying to say how much more meat and crap are in their subs compared to subway when subway's entire appeal has been leaner fast food.
>> Anonymous
>>63442
>more meat
>subway's appeal has been leaner
Ever hear of chicken douchefag? Or is tuna and chicken all of a sudden not lean? I'm sorry you don't think meats are part of a lean diet. Good luck with your B12 supplements.

To be fair, the tuna subs are loaded with calories. Somewhere in the 500's.

But yeah, Quiznos sucks. See those commercial for their sammies or whatever? They make it seem like 200 calories per one is very little. The thing is so fucking tiny. And to add on to it, some think the two they show very close to each other is 200 calories all together. Fuckers.
