Ok I know this gets asked about a thousands times a day but I need some advice.

Last year I was able to lose about 70-80 pounds, I was about 201 a month and a half ago ago when I started working out eating healthy again, I'm currently at @192 but I've been sitting at 192 for about 2 weeks now and just cannot lose anymore weight.

My current workout is just a lot of pushups/crunches and a good amount of running.

I haven't been eating as well as I want to lately and have a slow metabolism naturally but is that enough to go from 9 pounds in about a month to a completely standstill like I have?

Picture semi-related It's what motivated me to finish my weight loss and not just be happy with the 70 I knocked out last year.

Been trying that, I upped my entire workout by a little bit in each area but have had no results.

Ever try sprints?

Pretty impressive weight loss though man, good job.

I try to avoid sprinting and go for more endurance type since I'm only 5'11" and still way overweight.

But if that would really help I'll try it.

Keep going at it. If it doesn't work you can change up to HIIT and do 30sec sprinting 60sec jogging, assuming your knees can handle it.

So basically it seems like doing sprinting is my best bet?

High interval sprinting. Right now, find out how long you can maintain a full sprint, like the 'IM GONNA GET RAPED' sprint.

Whatever that time is, cut off 15 seconds, tack on 60 seconds of normal jogging, and do this cycle 10 times in a run. Every day add one second to the sprint and take one off the jog, until after 2 months you're able to maintain the full sprint.
