Hey /fit/.

So today was my first day at the gym.
A personal trainer helped me out today, and started me off with what I needed to do workout wise, etc.
He also helped me out by explaining and telling me what I should be eating in order to get where I want, in a decent timeframe.

I'm supposed to be eating 330 calories every 4 hours.
I can do that with breakfast, no problem.
The rest is confusing to me.
What should I eat for my two snacks, lunch and dinner?

ANY suggestions would be great, thanks ahead of time /fit/.

Uh... why?

5'8, 145, male, thinned up by new years. (I have like 30lbs of body fat :( )

I just need to know what snacks would equal about 330 calories per meal.

Don't just eat snack foods because they're called snacks (dunno if you were planning that or not).

Yeah, I know.

But I was hoping /fit/ had some cool, tasty treats in mind, but I guess the hunt is on, I shall go it alone.

Oatmeal (like 2 teaspoons) + skim milk + half teaspoon honey should be somewhere close to 300 kcal. It is a good meal: carbs + protein and it is fucking tasty. Add a little bit of cinnamon if you want to.
