Okay, I miss a lot of school. I recently got back from Japan, and my clock is all messed up. I go to bed at 2.30 now, and when I wake up in the morning I feel like shit. How do I fix this? And also, how can I tell myself in the morning 'I need to go to school' I just think about my day and it makes me feel bad, so usually I stay home. What can I do to make myself more happy about school?

Actually, morning exercise would definitely help your mood. As an added bonus you'll get rid of your chipmunk cheeks. Nice hair though.

Try and slowly step your clock back, like go to bed ten minutes earlier each night. Don't be disappointed by small setbacks, just keep trying at a rate that's comfortable.
More exposure to daylight is good for you.
Each something as soon as you wake up. Cereal might give you an energy rush, and protein (egg or bacon) helps some people for some reason I can't remember.

You should be happy, I used to wake up at 5:00PM!

waking at 2:30am is ok, just muscle it out until 7pm or something and then sleep, pushing your sleeping pattern forward a bit.

If you're waking up at 2pm, then i'd try to stay up for 24 hrs, sleep at 2pm wake up around 10pm and muscle it out till the following afternoon.

Morning exercise is absolutely amazing. It makes you feel good throughout the day, and also at night you'll be exhausted so you would sleep easier.

I managed to change from waking at 5pm to waking up at 6-7am now and sleeping used to be extremely hard for me.

Nothing. The first time this happened to me was when I was 11. For nearly 10 years I've tried everything I can think of to fix it. Nothing works. It's not that I can't sleep, I just can't sleep at night... and if I take meds or anything to help me fall asleep I wont wake up until sometime in the afternoon. Most people don't understand what hell it really is... school is fucking impossible, so is holding a job.

I too, had similar issues, my lifestyle made it so that I hang with my mates after midnight and sleeping around 7 in the morning.

If I was you I'd try to figure a way to relax, like read a good novel or something in bed a few hours before bedtime.

If you keep staying awake, it'll make you feel extremely isolated and depressed, and yeah keeping a job and going to school will be a real bitch. Daylight is also a mood lifter.

You're fucking beautiful. I had the same problem when i got back from China. My solution was to go jogging at night at midnight, take a long shower right before I went to bed, and then read in bed till i fell asleep.... Jet-lag is such a fucking pain.
