Why hello there /fit/ here's my situation:

I'm 5'5 160lbs. I have skinny arms with some fat belly : ( I'm tired of getting tired whenever I'm doing anything and I want to at least work on my upper body. Since I'm not close to any gym, and can't buy any dumbells or weightlifting stuff since my family throws them away, what can I do to buff up and buff them arms too?

I only have: Treadmill, a pool, walgreens copy of the perfect push up, and that ab slider thing. I eat 2 times a day home cooked meals,no greasy meat parts, no junk, no sodas.

What can you suggest on routines and whatnot? I've never exercised in my life and I wish to do it now. And... yes I'm a dude. Thank you and good health /fit/.

One thing that might help is not to simply eat two normal sized meals a day, but eat about five smaller sized meals throughout the day. That's actually better because it helps build up your matabilism.
