/fit/ i just bought some sci-mx 100% whey strawberry, this is my first time using protein shakes as i used to stick to tuna (been body building for about 2 weeks, doesnt sound much but we all start somewhere) im ~6ft4 and weight about 13 stone (sorry i dont know what i weigh in KG/lbs) so im a skinny motherfucker with a high metabolism rate

im wondering, do i take this say 1 hour before and 1 hour after work out? i dont know how much i should be taking because im skinnier than average etc

also i just bought a tub of multivitamins and omega 3 pure fish oil tablets, am i okay to take 1 of each a day without fucking up any RDA guidelines and damaging my body?

should i be advised to put weight on by taking foods high in fat before hand and THEN build muscle up? or should i just stick to what im doing and have a healthy diet with low fat, and build from scratch?

take a couple fish oil pills after each major meal,fuck the multivitamins.As far as bulking goes just have a shake with each meal and eat relatively healthy and lift heavy and youll see some progress then go from there

Holy shit, I just bought the chocolate one for the first time the other day, stuff tastes a hell of a lot better than Body Fortress.

I eat a solid meal with poultry and carbs an hour before lifting, then make a shake right when I get home, which is usually half an hour after lifting is done. It works just fine for me.

The whole damagin your body thing is a myth. You could have even more without adverse effects. Not enough is much worse than too much.
