hey /fit/started running distance a few months ago, looking for suggestions on intervals to run to help cut the fat off the abs. I understand the whole "burn more than you consume" mentality of diet, but is there anything you eat regularly with results?
1. Google Tabata Intervals2. Do Tabata Intervals3. ???4. ProfitAs for the diet, just use the noggun, and count calories. Thats really all there is to it.
Do more than just run.
Diet....Hmmm Eating Fish or tuna works for it consume less meat if possible and eat more vegetables as wellas for a question does Sit-ups make abs?
I do core workouts, and yes sit ups build abs, but the reason you cant see them is the fat that covers them.thanks for the tips, I should probably eat less red meat
