So I have a free sample of this shit.
4 capsules, which seems useless to me considering you probably have to cycle this stuff for a while before you even feel the effects.

Never going to buy it.

Just wondering if it is a good idea to accidentally the whole sample even though they say to take 2 prior to training and the other 2 before bed.

Buy creatine and whey as well. But give it time to work (creatine and whey) Whey is mostly muscle recovery after hard workouts, creatine will increase your strenght but needs like, 2 weeks before you starts noticing slight effects. However, the best thing you can do is WORK. And work HARD.
