When I was a teenager, they found that I have a slight curve (like only a degree or 2) in my back, but since it was never anything that major, I never needed to brace it or have surgery yet it is still there, and my posture does kinda suck/get ocasional back pains at moments sometimes. Would doing back strengthing excersises help this, or is it the abs or both that I would have to strengthen?
