Hey /fit/, I don't come here often but I've got a question. I'm looking to lose weight (male). I'm not fat, just bigger than i'd like to be. About 5'9, 150 something. Other than developing a disorder, what would be the fastest weight to shed some weight?

I'm 5'9" myself at 165 lb and I've got fat to lose--but budy, theoretically, if I got to 150 lb, I'd be mostly lean muscle and very very little fat.

Then again, you're prolly an anorexic skinnyfat who just needs to bulk up asap. Spoiler: you're not going to lose more fat no matter what you do, starving included.

Jeans these days aren't cut for guys with big legs, this is probably where I want to lose the weight. Is there maybe a way to just reduce leg size?
