I only glanced at the website, but I do yoga by other means, and let me tell you, it's definately not going to help you lose weight (well, maybe a little, but only if you're already a total fat ass). Yoga really isn't cardio so the most it's going to do is tone your muscles and make you more flexible (which will help prevent injuries when you're doing other arobic activities).
Yoga is at best a supplementary exersize.
