This week I failed. I ignored my diet and ate nothing but pizza for the last 4 days. One pizza each day, not even oatz as a topping or anything. felt good man, but now feels bad man.Please tell me how I should be punished.

it is ok to have a high calorie intake once a week if you are on a strict diet. your metabolism gets a jump start from the calories, and thus stays at normal rate. four days, however, no. just don't do it again.
grab a knife and cut all that fatbetter than doing diets
Eat only salad and vomit it up after you eat it. It's the only way to reverse the effects.
