hello, im 6.4, 83 kilos and 16 :(
im waay to thin, imo. and my frame is like fucking skinny. What would you recommend for building up muscle tissue? cos my arms and lower legs are quite veiny its just that they are still thin as a needle. I do quite a lot of sports and exercise, but they improve only my stamina and strength (i still look as thin as 2 years before) What should i do? Thanks
