sup /fit/I am a 17-year-old female, 5'5 and 117. I have a pretty toned body, and it is a wee bit above normal weight. I have two problems: my stamina is not very good (sophomore year I "ran" a mile in 12 minutes; yeah, not very good) and my more chubby area is around my stomach.What are good ways to improve those areas?
