I use salt on 4 of my 7 meals through the day (hard boiled eggs 3*2times a day, luch, dinner). However I'm experiencing a weight plateau. I'll weight myself at the end of the month. If I don't notice a weight loss, could it be that the sodium is making me hold in too much water?
