Hey /fit/ I want to lose quite some bodyfat, lately i've been running daily about 1.8 miles. Will I see any progress quickly? I got quite some bodyfat I want to get rid of, not sure what terms you use but im 1.80 & 83kg, how much does /fit/ suggest I run daily and also should I start rope skipping?

It's extremely simple man. Start running more. Make sure to drink a gallon of water to day. Keep a balanced diet free of ANY simple carbs (other than fruits) and high in good carbs and protein, low to medium in fat(from things like legumes and meat)
