alright /fit/fags, losing fat and gaining muscle simultaneously is a fucking paradox.

From what i've read, if you don't eat enough calroies, your body starts to deplete your muscle reserves for energy before it targets the fat.

According to this, net +Calories will result in muscle/fat gain, while net -Calories will cause your body to burn your hard worked for MUSSELZ. So how the FUCK are you supposed to retain mussle while LOSING FAT if ur fucking body targets your muscle stores before the fat??

You don't you cycle, you can ether bulk or trim, you cannot do both at once. You lose some muscle during the trim phase but its not more than you gain during the bulk so you have a positive net gain.

You can make newbie gains depending on how muscular you already are.

That aside I've lost about 10lbs and all my lifts have gone up. That's probably CNS adaptation.
