/fit/ I am severely confused.

I don't like to max my bench because it's pretty much a waste of a workout, because i won't be able to go at full capacity.. but people always ask.. "what is your max?" and i like to give a response. So I use charts online that have been reliable in the past.

I can bench 135 lbs 13 times, and 155 lbs 6 times. Those 1RM's dont fucking match up.

Does anyone else have this problem?

who the fuck wastes time benching something 13 times unless it's a warmup? The 155 is much more accurate to find out your 1RM, which should be about 180 if those numbers are right. The best way to find out is to actually try to lift something heavy just once.
