take it if you lift weights. it's cheap.

definitely get the micronized because it mixes
better. the best thing is does is speed up recovery.

sometime you will hold a tiny bit of water weight but only if you take a lot of it and it goes away shortly after you stop taking it.

everyone who lifts weights should be taking this.
