ok..I have a confession.

I cheated hardcore last night.
I've been working out and cardio 5-7 times a week I've lowered my calorie intake by 500 and I've seeing results.

Yesterday I played tennis for three hours then I went to a friends house after a snack of a banana and some nuts. I proceeded to have 2 beers and bacaradi shots. Then I went to a bar and had a beer and 4 vodka tonics. after the bar I had 2 more beers and smoked pot. That's when being stoned and drunk I went to burger king and had a double whopper with cheese and a chicken sandwich..I didn't drink the coke and I barely ate any of the fries.

What's teh worst you've eaten/done when you cheated on a regimen?

I OMNOMNOM'd my way through 12 mini fruit pies, a full pack of caramel coated shortbreads, a pack family size packet of maltesers, packet of jelly beans, cheese on whitebread toast and 6 pork sausages... in about half an hour.

spent the majority of the next day running in the gym until I had worked off the binge calories exactly + 500. so it's all good.

You souldn't worry about cheat days too much, don't get into a guilt trip!


anyways my worst was when I was cutting and I had 2 meat pizzas! 1200 calories per pizza :D

OP. You should create a point system. For every meal that you are supposed to eat you get 1 point. For every workout that you're supposed to do you get one point. (This is for one day by the way.) At the end of the day you how many points you didn't get. Based on those strikes you schedule a bunch of extra cardio. Say 45 minutes for every point missed.

cheat days are for failures. the worst "cheat" i had was a chicken sandwich combo at burgerking with no soda. next day i ran 2 extra miles.
