Currently my flexibility is quite bad. I'm unable to touch my toes, but I'm pretty fit. My fat, unfit lazy brother doesn't do shit but he can reach down and touch his toes. I know sites like stronglifts.com, starting strength, etc... are practically weight lifting bibles, so I was wondering if there is a book, or video or anything thats an equivalent to the weightlifting sites.

I want to start stretching when I wake up in the morning, and before I go to bed to improve flexibility and prevent injuries throughout the day.

Factor in your height. I can't touch my toes due to long ass legs. Unless your short, you shouldn't worry about it. Just go as far as possible and focus on the stretch.
