Ok /fit/ i need some help here.

What can i do to make workout my arms? i have no problems with any part body except my arms, i hate them, they make me look awful. (Those fats on my sides can be easily removed by 1 - 2 weeks of crunches)

I have no money to pay out a gym, and also, im busy almost all the day (9:00am - 7:00pm)

Pic related as it is me. P.S: photo was taken from a 5 years old camera, can't afford a new one

Heres what I do for my work out.. this is very easy and I guess sort of fun.. lol.. ok.. so what I do is.. lets say you're watching.. Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.. Every commercial break do 20 push ups and 20 sit ups.. this is a great way to make it seem like you're not doing alot when you really are.. do that for a couple of shows and you will really feel that the next day.. then wait a day and do again.. its really easy.

Dips, Diamond Push-Ups, Pull-Ups, Chin-Ups, pay $15.00 for two 20 or 30 lb. dumb bells, add curls and crap.

First of all, noone is too poor to go and buy a few weights. Seriously, by the Trading Post/classifieds find a college/Uni campus, or an apartment block and somewhere nearby will be an advertisment by some chump who bought some fitness gear, doesnt use it, and wants to flog it for cheap.
A couple of dumbells, a bar and some plates will be 75 bucks at the most. A Busker makes this on a weekday, suck a cock, I dont care. Get some fucking weights.

Triceps:
1) Do pushups with hands close together to work triceps (if they are too hard to start with, go for a wider grip and work your way in as they get easier)
2) Do dips between 3 chairs, feet on far chair, hands near your sides on the edge of two chairs either side of you. up and down. Rinse and repeat. Work up to parallel dips (no feet support, entire bodyweight being 'Dipped')
3) Buy yourself a few 5, 10 and 20 pound (roughly 2.5, 5, 10) plate weights, and a bar/dumbbells that can accept them. Hold said bar/dumbells behind your head, elbows pointing forward. Extend your arms, lifting from behind your head, to above your head. Rinse, repeat

Biceps
1) Use dumbells/barbell to do arm curls (starting from by your sides, knees slightly bent so you dont throw your back into the curl, the dumbell should gradually turn 90 degrees as you curl from your thigh to your shoulder)
2) Chinups, palms facing you, grip *slightly* narrower than your shoulders.

Shoulders
1) Shoulder presses with bar/dumbells, palms facing forward, lift weight above your head. Repeat.
2) Dumbell lateral raises, weights in front of your thighs, arm rigid and *slightly* bent at the elbow, raise them slightly above shoulder height out to your sides. try and get some momentum from the start to swing your arms from vertical up until the 15-20 degree mark, when the exercise really begins. Straining during this exercise is bad, especially down near your sides, keep it reasonably light to avoid bad damage.

I'm NOT a professional. so feel free to take my advice with a grain of salt, I'm just trying to help. Its what I have been shown to do by several friends and pros and it works great for me. Goodluck.
