/fit/, what are some foods high in phytoestrogen levels? I'm a trap and while I can't get on hormones yet I want to maximize on what I have now with anything I can.

I know soy products are full of phytoestrogens and saw palmetto can act as a quasi anti-androgen, any other tips?

Phytoestrogens don't have the kind of effects you're looking for. All it will do is decrease your fertility a bit if you eat a shitload of them for years. You're going to need to get on hormones.

I know they don't act the same as Premarin and stuff like that, but phytoestrogens can act slightly complimentary with actual HRT. I also have low testosterone levels naturally so they're more likely to have a physical effect on me (though rare, they have caused slight breast development before)
