sup /fit/

I just realized that I haven't been eating low carbs lately, I know carbs are good as long as they are complex and not something like white bread or pasta

but anyway I have oats in the morning, possible sweet potatoe, generally have plenty of veggies during the day and cottage cheese before bed

So yea, what is that considered, low carb, moderate carbs, high carbs?

I dont see how the fuck people could manage with little to no carbs, WHAT WOULD THEY EAT

They would just eat vegetables, nuts, seeds, meat and oil. My macro ratios gravitate toward something like 25% carbs, 20% protein and 55% fat if I don't specifically make myself eat more carbs.

just calculated it, about 110 is what I eat every dayish with eggs, milk, oats, lettuce & veggies

and that isnt including the sweet potato i had today.
