Hello /fit/,

you probably get this alot, and I'm sorry if you do, but I need some tips on fitness at home. I'm about 5'7", weigh 175, and am 17 (k underage b&, I get it...). I have a benchpress, and some weights to go with it.

I want to develop an exercise routine, and I don't really know where to start. Can you help?

Go to the gym and pay for it, you lardass.

You will NEVER get ANYWHERE at home!

this is a fallacy.
basic routine
chest shoulders triceps one day
back biceps the other

if you have a bench and a barbell with weights you have enough.
if you can pick up a dumbbell or two it will be even better.

do both twice a week and be sure to get your cardio in.

just google different exercises for each body part because I'm lazy.
goodluck.

You fail hard. Spend some money and you have the ultimate gym at home. Free weights ftw.

Fuck You. If I could afford a gym membership, I would have done that by now.

In the summer, I spend a lot of my time biking all over the place, but I can't really do that now due to snow. Once spring comes in, I'll haul out my bike, but until then, I want to fit in some other exercises.

get a power rack or something like that and you'll have all the equipment you need

Push ups, pull ups are good enough for training the top of the body, as an added exercise for the chest - you can do flies.

for the abs section, crunches and leg lifts while hanging on the pull up bar.

for the feet, sit ups with weight is more or less all you need. You can add jump rope and running to the whole thing tho.

Same fag here.

Forgot to say that you need to adds weighs to the pull ups / push ups.

For pull ups put a dumbbell in between your feet, for push ups, put weights in a back pack and do push ups with it.

Need some lower body training like dumbbell squats (if you have dumbbells), monkeyfuckers, or lunges.
