Does /fit/ like the v-cut/penis-lines? What ab-xercises does anon do to better their lower abs?

<--- Working on mine. Have to keep this current chubby weight due to a jaw operation I'll be receiving over the summer (during which I'll lose between 10 and 20 pounds).

Also, HAIRY RUSSIAN BEAST.

Was planning on shaving since summer's finally arrived in NY. Gotta head over to the spray tan salon for a nice brown. I'm too pale for the sun. ;-;

I've got a decline bench at home. A handful of slow crunches with weights.

HOWEVER, it's this (<------) crazy device I found at my local gym that really takes the cake for the shape I'm in. You look stupid as fuck using it but you can't argue with the results. The physics is way too perfect. Would get one for the home but it's $400. Ouch.

That is kinda odd... Import rates must be out of this world.

K?

OP here. Go to a university in Long Island, NY.

man why do people keep buying Rube Goldberg machines like that..
>> Anonymous
>>164981

OP here. It makes leg lifts (essentially the motions you're getting out of it) easier, in general. Makes my life a whole lot easier... and gives results just as quickly. So why not.

Too expensive, though.

i'm sorry but there is no advantage that is exclusive to this machine except variable resistance.
i mean lol money isnt an issue, but it takes up space and is not a very versatile station.

the muscle that bulges out of the hip bones like that is the transverse abdominus, its responsible for sucking your gut in. runs horizontally from your rectus abdominus around to your lumbar vertebraes

My word to you? Don't write it off until you try it. I still do leg lifts... when I'm anywhere that doesn't have one of these. Prior to using this machine, I did leg lifts (with great difficulty, might I add) every other day, with weak results. Really thought lowly of this machine for the first month and a half that it was in the gym. Then a female friend I worked out with, once in a blue moon, heckled me and basically got me to try it out. Since then, what can I say. No going back?

It seems to have a generally good opinion amongst the gym goers (including some fit regulars, surprise surprise) so it's going to stay put (thankfully).
