hey /fit/, i currently have 34c boobs and they're quite saggy, even though i wear a bra all the time except for when i sleep.

if i lose enough weight, will my boobs shrink and become less saggy? do i need to do any exercise to make them more firm/less saggy? i'm extremely self-conscious of them, to the point of not being able to show them to ANYBODY.

also, is there any way to shrink areolae? mine are reasonably large. :/

thanks for any help in advance.

Easiest way.

Losing weight, probably WOULD help, but I'm not really sure. Spot reduction is a myth, so be prepared to have to lose a lot of weight if fat accumulates in your breasts.

I gave you good advice. Did you not understand something? Go to a fucking surgeon.

Sup OP, I have the same problem, except I'm a 36DD.

I have heard conflicting things about the effect of weight loss on your boobs:

1. The weight loss will perk up your boobs. Your boobs will lose fat and the skin will tighten up, leaving you with smaller perkier boobs.

2. The weight loss will make your boobs saggier. Your breasts will lose fat, but the skin will NOT tighten up, leaving you with breasts that are saggier and have less volume than before.

I'm betting that some women will encounter number 1, but others will encounter number 2, and which one you are will probably be determined by the following:
-your skin elasticity (influenced by your genes, age, and how healthy your diet is)
-how fast you lose weight (losing weight slowly is best)

pt 2

You obviously have no control over your genes or your age. But you DO have control over your diet and how fast you lose weight. Basically, you're going to want to eat a diet that is healthy for your skin. I'm not going to elaborate on this, because you can google things like "skin nutrition" or "skin health" and get lots of info. Basically you'll want lots of veggies and fruits, as well as protein, and possibly some vitamin supplements. You can find out more on your own. You'll also want to drink lots of water.

So, basically, to try and keep the skin in your breasts elastic so they will perk back up, you can:
1. Lose weight slowly
2. Eat a diet healthy for your skin
3. Apply lotions/creams/etc. I dunno if this actually helps, but you can try.

The reality is, if your boobs are already saggy, there's a good chance your boobs have already lost elasticity and won't snap back. But, if you are already overweight, you shouldn't let this possibility stop you from losing the weight. After all, you can always wear a sexy bra when you are sleeping with someone, and most guys (who aren't total jerks) would be fairly understanding.

If you lose the weight, and your breasts are still saggy, then wait a year before you consider any surgery. Maintain your healthier weight for a year (eating healthily throughout) and if your breasts still haven't snapped back, consider breast lift surgery. It will be pricey, but the confidence boost it will give you would be well-worth it.

This is my plan anyway. You could also try things like laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels, etc.

OP, here is some more info that may help you:

http://www.tomvenuto.com/asktom/loose_skin_and_weight_loss.shtml

Let me ask you, OP, do you have stretch marks on your breasts? Is the skin on your breasts thin to the extent that you can see noticeable blue veins?

If so, your skin may already be "stretched out" so to speak, and nothing short of surgery will fix it. I hope this is not the case for you. Good luck.

SHow us your breasts, you cheap sluts. I need to jerk off to some floppy skank tits.

Not as much as you would consider significant. I know women who got a breast reduction after losing weight and they thought the same thing.
>> Anonymous
Also, OP, I dunno how old you are, but if you plan on having kids anytime soon and would be willing to consider a breast lift, then you might want to wait until after you've had kids and finished breastfeeding before you have the surgery. :/

Honestly, the only way to significantly improve your problem is surgery. Don't like that answer? Tough shit. You're not the only chick with saggy tits.

No.
HOWEVER you shouldn't fret, as some dudes are really into that.
There are even large areolae fetishists, if you can believe it!

I accept usually any areolae size, unless they're unreasonably large. But sometimes, even if they are large, they go with large tits. So, if your decrease your tits and still have huge ones, it may look weird. The only way of knowing is if you show us.

come on OP post breasts, trust me imma doctor.

OP how about posting pix of a girl with similar tits so we can get an idea of what you're talking about. I'm sure you can find/request something similar on /s/ or on the web somewhere.

I think this is a pretty good idea. Then at least we'd know what we're working with, but the OP wouldn't have to expose herself.

OP, here is a gallery full of "normal women's breasts" that might prove useful:
