Hey /fit/, is taking an afternoon nap detrimental to your health? Like maybe 1-2 hours?
Also, what should I do to keep myself awake during the day besides coffee or energy drinks?
Sleep more.
Naps aren't detrimental.Also, if you aren't very active, you'll have less energy, so exercise more.
If you fuck up your Circadian Rhythm it will have a detrimental effect on everything, from muscle building to fat loss to energy levels. No amount of napping or coffee will fix that.
