not sweating enough Anonymous
I'm not sweating enough. If Wikipedia is to be believed I may have anhidrosis, which says my parasympathetic system is underused. what do i do? I drank shit tonne water today with a little salt to balance it, but it just didn't happen in the sun. I feel itchy sometimes beginning, but never really sweat these days. -5'6 145lbs.

Not sweating is only a problem if it's causing you to overheat.

well i'm not fainting or getting dizzy. i suppose i feel tired in the sun. today i saw guys running in this god damn sun and though wtf. they we're drinking water but still hate cardio. i just sat outside for 15 min. i've just been doing 1h weight lifting 2x per week since for the past 4 months. i barely sweat ever but always produce a wonderful sore feeling in my muscles.

I once heard on the television that the more you sweat, the fitter you are. I turned round and seen an obese guy go "PHEW! I guess I'm fitter than I thought!

Apparently, it's something to do with your body working correctly and trying to keep your cool and not over heat.

I'm not one to sweat much, I seem to be able to adapt to any temperature. People are always asking me, "Aren't you hot?" and I'm not. So I'm guessing it's just my body doesn't need to sweat as much. I also don't have much fat on my body.

Water keeps you hydrated. Your body NEEDS water to function. You ever heard the saying, "1% of dehydration causes 10% lack of concentration"? It helps flush all the toxins out of your body and keeps your healthy.

Also it helps prevent hangovers!
