i have a dilemma i think you guys can solve.
i started working at subway 6 months ago and about 3 months i ago i started not eating on a regular basses. But i have also been working out during these months. But i only eat like once or twice a day .. usually a shitty pizza from subway(SUBWAY SUCKS EAT FRESH MY ASS) which i usually only eat half or i eat salad and two pieces of toast. i know this is bad but i dont feel hungry and i think if i eat when i am not hungry i am gonna turn into a fat slob again.

4-7 Portions a day of correct food is very important for eating healthy. It's hard to condition yourself to eating like that at first, especially finding the time if you work for long hours straight, but it's a lot healthier and better for you.

Eating 1-2 Large meals a day is something you can live off of, but it's very unhealthy and can hurt you both physically and mentally.

Find healthy food you enjoy eating and cut down the portions. Be it fruits, veggies, low fat meat(fish, chicken, tuna, etc...) or beans / brown rice. Soon you may not even be eating much more then you did before, but eating healthier and more balanced. Which is much extremely better overall.

working at subway was so badass. it was just me and a few other teens fucking around the whole time. i remember we'd always make our own loaves of bread that were like filled with the italian herb and cheese on the inside and outside so that they were like gooey cheese-filled fresh bread. And I always put on like 5 pieces of turkey, 5 pieces of ham, 3 pieces of cheese, 4 pieces of bacon, sprinkled the shredded cheese on it, toasted that shit under the six inch 30 second setting, then stacked it with spinach, tomato, cucumber, green pepper, onion, vinegar, and lettuce. THAT SHIT WAS CASH.

i don't think I could ever pay for a subway sandwich again after getting huge ass sandwiches with extra everything for free. the regulation portions are so fucking skimpy.
