Hello, /fit/. I am the stereotypical 4chan fatass, who is tired of being fat. I would like you to recommend a starting routine for someone who is simply trying to burn fat.

Body Stats:
Height: 5'3
Weight: 120 lbs

you're short. I don't even know what someone at 5'3 should weight in at. If you want to lose fat, get on a diet and google HIIT. If you want to gain muscle, get on a (EAT A SHITLOAD OF PROTEIN) diet and google Stronglifts 5x5.

5'3 120 isn't too bad. Lose 10-15 pounds and you'll be in a good range. You could easily do this by changing your diet and adding some simple cardio (i.e. running, biking, even walking to begin with).

i think 120 is fine for being 5'3. i'm 5'4 and trying to get up to like 130 from 110. pretty skinny right now but very lean.

right now im on stronglifts. highly recommend you start it too. add in a little cardio if ur really that fat.
