hai /fit/Someone who is bench pressing 135lbs x 10 reps x 4 sets.. what can they expect to be benching in about 5 - 6 months? (also take into account this person is taking whey protein supplement and eating right)
If that's all you lift you're not going to get far. You have to increase your weight once your body gets used to 135lbs.
Assuming this person were to continue increasing weight as it becomes possible to do so, how would /fit/ estimate this person's progression?

op here... yes, assuming all other shit is progessing aswell, all other muscle groups, ect.i'm just curious as to what the benching weight would roughly be after this amount of time, any halp?
