Steak and eggs
Oatmeal, non-sugary cereal, eggs, milk, fruit, juice, etc... Seriously breakfast is the easiest meal to not fuck up with unhealthy garbage.
Lots of eggs for protein, some lean ham, maybe a banana or an apple, a bowl of really good cereal like>>611, and some tea or black coffee. And by black, I mean no sugar or cream, drink it straight up, like a man.
Breakfast fails. The only thing i have is a glass of milk.

Breakfast should be the largest meal of your day; about 1.5 to 2 times the size of the rest of your meals. A glass of milk ain't gonna do much, unless you're incredibly fucking sedentary. I'm going to assume>>625is a lardass.

Forget the "largest" or "smallest" shit. Keep breakfast low on carbs and fat, a fucking smoothie will do if you don't feel like eating.For lunch, it's carbs (preferably wholemeal products) as it will provide you with the energy you need during the day. For dinner, carbs out again, high protein stuff only.
