/fit/How bad is squatting just to parallel?I've just realised that whilst I'd been trying to go, the person who'd been spotting me (for form) wasn't calling it properly and was telling me I'd gone below parallel for my last few weeks.I want to sort out my form, should I deload the bar and try and loosen up my range of movement so I can squat more like 10-15degrees below?

do you curl half way up? press half way up? nocan someone explain the deal with people not being able to squat down, aka the asian squat? I don't think i've ever known someone who couldn't.
