So I am on a diet and I am afraid I am not eating enough. I am thinking about getting some vitamins or something to help keep my body healthy. I am only eating about 800-1000 calories a day (not healthy, I know). Can you guys suggest what I should be taking (daily vitamins, protein perhaps?)

Well, I am prescribed to some amphetamine weight loss pill (phendimetrazine) and I am honestly full from eating one slice of pizza or a can of vegetables. I work out everyday too, fk, any help?

your stupid diet isn't doing anything beneficial, it is only harmful to your body. The weight loss is temporary and you will regain the weight you had before AND MORE at a faster rate once you quit the diet.

If you still hold on to your diet you should get out of here. Jesus christ people like that disgust me.

Eat the calories you need with a healthy diet.
