/fit/ I've had a bad back for as long as I can remember, it usually only gets aggrivated when doing menail tasks, like sweeping, edging, weedwhacking, shit like that, I've always had a level of pain while running, but now when I run its getting way worse.

So are there any exercises/stretches that might help my back, or any advice? Shit even hurts when I'm sitting here, (just got back from running)

Flossing the spine, look it up.

Also, lay on your back, pull your knee to your chest then try to bring it to your opposing shoulder. Do both legs.

Also, the cobra stretch works nicely. Lay on your stomach, put your hand under you, palms down like a pushup, then just lift your torso off the ground, stretcing your lower back.

I used to go to a chiropractor but now i'm a broke college student.
