Why is my appetite so large /fit/? Most people eat a meal and they are full. I am ALWAYS hungry even after big meals I still feel like eating more. Isn't there some way to fix this?
What are your meals usually composed of? The more protein you have, and the less simple carbs (white bread, non-whole wheat pasta, etc) you have, the fuller you'll feel, for longer.
