What I come for is simple.
I'm enlisting, but I don't meet the physical requirements.
So, what's the best way for me to quickly and effectively get into shape?

Look at what your situation is

Study your Army's requirements in depth so you have a good idea of what they're looking for

Then decide how much time you have on yours hands, I'd say 2-4 months is enough to prepare yourself, unless you're really out of shape and super fat.

I have more around 8 months, actually.
And, I'm not like, Gargantuan.
Only 240-260 pounds.
I just would like to know what the best and quickest way to drop these pounds, so I can be in shape by the time I go to camp.
