Is there any way of gaining mass on the arms and legs and not the stomach?i've been trying to put on weight as i'm skinny, but my arms and legs ar still as skinny and im just getting a belly.I eat pretty healthilyis there anything i can do to prevent this?pic unrelated
we need more info...exercise rutine, food that your eatingbut whatever you do, you will most likely gain some fat while gaining muscleand since your a guy, it'll most likely go to your stomach

I do atleast half an hour of quite rigerous cycling a day, about 80% up a reasonably steep hill.Drink about a pint of milk a day and then only water.Slice of toast and small amount of butter in the morningand typically in the day maybe a cheese and hamsandwich and something like sheperds piethen again somthing like a sheperds pie for dinner.I also do alternate days of 5 sets of 15 bicep curlsand 5 sets of 15 pushupsthanks.
