but to lose 60 pounds in a month, youd have to lose 15 a week. thats...

theres 3500 (about) calories in a pound. so thats 7000 calories a day. to do that you have to run... 5 - 7 hours HARD a day.
And this is considering that fact that you wont eat anything! thatll kill you, so after you eat, add a few more hours to that work out.
