I exercise well, I'm not fat, but I'm having serious trouble with my eating habits. I don't drink any soda, but I eat a whole ton of crap. For example, I ate an entire box (5 bars) of the Fiber One Oats & Chocolate bars today after having lunch (1 normal sized slice of cheese pizza).

Any tips?

Eat better, try to eat better. Learn what the ingredients in foods are, read the box of everything you may want to buy when grocery shopping. There is not and will never be anything in bar form that will be healthy for you. DRINK WATER DRINK WATER DRINK WATER. The majority of the time you feel hungry your body is actually thirsty. Fill up on water until your piss runs perfectly clear. You will be walking to the bathroom a whole lot when you start doing this.

As suggested, get that shit out of the house and start looking at the nutritional labels on the foods you eat. You'll start to feel guilty after a while (in a good way!)

Also what helps me is eating at a physical dinner table and not just in front of a computer. That way I'm conscious of every bite that goes into my mouth.

And yeah drink loads of water. Practice eating in moderation, eating at the right times (don't skip breakfast; don't eat a late dinner). Pretty soon you'll get in the habit and you'll start to feel good about yourself.

What are some suggestions for replacement snacks instead of just grabbing some chips and dip.

Don't buy those tempting foods as often if you can't suck it up and eat less of those. Try substituting with foods that can be eaten mindlessly without causing serious weight gain (ie. nonstarchy veggies).

Snack on these, or anything else that grows on a tree or in the ground i guess.

my best advice is to do it one small step at a time...and focus on something else (instead of what you are going to eat). For me...when i started lifting i just started cutting out bad stuff...fries...soda...chips...candy. But i didn't do it all at once..and i never told myself "okay, today i will stop eating ______". it just came naturally because I was so focused on lifting more - I just wanted to get the best results.
