RON PA.. nvm, hi!

I have been exercising like every day for a year or so now and been eating correctly, and the results are really showing. (I was not fat to begin with just to make that clear). I'm pretty much happy about how my body looks, but I'd like to get even stronger and get more muscle mass.

The problem; in about two months I'm finishing the Norwegian kind of high school, and there will be celebrations and partying for like a month straight because of it. What will the massive intake of alcohol do with my body? I expect drinking at least 4 out of 7 days each week. How much strength and muscle mass should I expect to lose? What else can happen to my body, and what can I do to prevent it?

Don't say "don't drink", cause I will.

Don't drink you will throw your entire year's worth of hard work away.

You can drink, just don't go overboard. Try to avoid beer and wine. I would try spirits mixed with diet sodas.

I doubt you'll be drinking every day of the week, on your days off from drinking try to still do exercise, just don't go as hard as you usually do. Who knows, a break from all the exercising may even give your body a rest which will improve your exercise when you resume.

Another suggestion would be not to drink, but rather take drugs like amphetamines, you'll still party hard, and probably lose weight while you're at it.
