Alright /fit/, so what's the deal with the Slim-Fit bars? One of those is supposed to keep you full for about 4 hours[but I feel hungry in about 3 hours or so]. Considering that it's only 220 calories, this is a great breakfast substitute. [at least that's what they're recommending it for]

What would be the worst thing that can happen if I start eating 4 of those a day to substitute all my meals?

Why, exactly, do you want to do that? You can have a real, filling, tasty breakfast for less than 220 calories.

And if you plan on eating nothing but these, in the short term you'll drive yourself crazy, get constipated, maybe lose a few pounds, and spend a lot of money on nasty bars. In the long run, you won't lose a significant amount of weight, because your body needs more than 880 calories a day to function. If you consistently feed it less than it needs, it will eventually go into "starvation mode" and stop losing weight, instead storing anything you do eat as fat, and fucking your metabolism all the hell.

Enjoy your nasty bars, dude.
