What the fuck is wrong with me /fit/?
I eat healthy, no dairy, no junk food, no foods with a lot of sugar.
breakfast for me is usually half a cup of oatmeal and soymilk, or fruit.
and most of my dinners are tofu and a vegtable side.
I excercise everyday for at least an hour, I walk 1-6 miles a day depending on what day it is.
But i still have more fat than I should, I'm a size 7/8, I'm 5'6 and 150 lbs.

well there's your problem....... your metabolism will slow down if your starving yourself..

i always wonder how the hell people think that the WAY less you eat and the more you exercise = instaweightloss.

Well like a year or so ago I weighed about thirty-five pounds less than I do now because I was starving myself, and when I stopped I gained a bit more weight back than I wanted to.
And the way I'm eating now is a real upgrade from how little I was eating then.

Yeah, starving yourself has that horrible result of the weight lost coming back harder. You also have to take into account that you're also burning calories when you do all of your exercises so you need to replenish!

I think you have most of what you need to start your journey. Remember the weightlifting.
