/fit/ how do you change when you sleep? I'm stuck, can't fall asleep before 3 AM or get up before 10:30, been like this for weeks.

pretty much the same as you OP. I read an article not to long ago about how a lot of people in the US have trouble falling asleep before 2am or so, no matter what time they woke up that mourning.

Stop drinking caffeine / soda or eating sugary foods in excess. Do cardio in the afternoon.

I recently changed my sleeping habits by doing this, used to go to bed 4-6 and wake up 12-1 constantly. It won't happen in one day, you just have to get rid of the excess energy.
