I've been doing bicycle crunches along with pushups and biking, because I want RIPT ABZ. The crunches seem to be putting too much strain on my back.

Are there any abdominal exercises that are particularly light on the back?

grazie

What? Are you serious? If you can't even do the standard crunch, then you should be working on your back muscles so that way they can handle the strain.

I'm not trying to spot reduce, I'm not overweight at all. 6' 150 pounds. If anything I'm underweight.

I just want to build my abdominal muscles, because even though I'm skinny they are hardly visible.

in b4 you post how to work out my back?

"Weak muscles are often at the root of back pain, especially lower back pain. The muscles of the back, the abdomen, and the buttocks all support the spine - these muscles are called the core muscles. "

That's why I'm telling you that you need to exercise your back too.
