I'm a relatively average sort of guy, a little musclier than most. I'm 5'11" and 180 lbs.

I want to build SIZE in my muscles (imma vainfuck). How should I go about doing this? Repts to failure, amirite? But what else, diet-wise, too, if there's any change?

I don't care if I end up a huge mofo who couldn't do more than 2 pull ups. SIZE, MOTHERFUCKERS.

You're 180, and since you want size, you should eat 2 grams of protein per pound of your goal body weight. So aim for about 400 grams of protein a day. You want almost no carbs, and plenty of fat. Your caloric intake should be about 4000 calories, with 40% coming from protein, 50% fat, and 10% carbs. Any more carbs than that and you will become a fucking fatass. Anyone that says you need carbs for energy is a fucking moron.

You should only do one rep. Throw everything into it, go wild. Once you work out for size, form doesn't matter. Do you think your muscles care if you do the exercise 'correctly'? Fuck no, they want to push up as much weight as possible. Doing that will make them think they are bigger and stronger than they actually are so they will puff out more.

Size means calories. A rep range of 8-12 is good for hypertrophy.

Don't become a fat son of a bitch though. If you start noticing large fat gains relative to muscle gains, slow down, and look it over.
