You seem to have the food bit mostly covered. A dessert once in a while is alright, as long as it isn't every day or anything. Wholegrain products are superior as well. Quinoa is awesome stuff, I'm trying to get used to it myself. Drinking is good to cut back on, but the dangerous part is what you eat during and the day after mostly. Tuna, salmon and chicken is good stuff, peanut butter is awesome as well.
