does anyone know of a way to stop binging habits followed by self induced starvation?i cant seem to find one. i find myself doing stuff like low calorie crap (around 600 cal a day) for like 2 weeks, then binging for one afternoon, then starvation for about 3 days. and so on... i am so fucking myself up. btw is the 2000 calorie count a base or is it what it usually is. i got my rmr calculated and it said i had a rmr of 2671 per day. if that is true then that means ill eat more but if not then i guess i'll continue like this.
