I would do a minimum of 100 crunches for my workout (maybe 75... 50 the other day because I was feeling like a total bitch after hitting the heavy bags). Then do maybe like 3 sets of 10 v-ups afterwards and then some other shit. I've somehow acquired a six-pack within 3 months or so doing stuff like this 3-4 times a week, and I still have a lot of body fat.
