My boyfriend recently found out that his cholesterol is at 307. On the surface he appears pretty fit, but his diet isn't the greatest. He normally eats 1 meal a day, and it is usually just a huge helping of meat, or some kind of fast food.I've advised him to see a doctor about his cholesterol and eat a damn salad or something, but he hasn't done either of those.What are some ways to make healthy food more appealing to him (ie, what ways have you guys been able to successfully adjust your own diets)? Should I have him lick oatmeal out of my vag or what?
