When I weighed 130lbs, I could do 8 reps with 135lbs hanging. Haven't done them since I tore my shoulder 2 1/2 years ago. There's a difference between wide and narrow dips though, the sooner working your chest more and the latter your triceps. You're obviously stuck with doing whatever width your dip apparatus is welded at. Besides that there's no official depth to consider it a full rep (90 degrees? all the way down?).
tl;dr: no, nobody cares about dips, or I'd be a pimp.
