Or you could just do what I do and buy egg whites from your local supermarket. They either come in little cup containers or small carton boxes, and are usually found in the dairy section.
Easiest way to prepare them is to scramble them.
Also about the cholesterol:
Recent studies show that the dietary cholesterol you get from eating 1-2 egg yolks per day is no where near enough to significantly elevate bad cholesterol levels. They do give you extra calories (good calories, at that), so you might want to skip them if you're aiming for weight loss and stick with the whites.
And if you're so worried about cholesterol as it is, then you might also want to consider skipping the whole milk as well. Whole milk has far more saturated fat AND cholesterol than skim milk, and as weird as it may seem, not as much calcium.
