Make it part of your routine so that you cannot avoid it. Have a shower at work/school after exercising so you are forced to do it. Getting a partner to exercise with encourages you to attend, even if it is a stranger who you just nod hello to when you see them. Go in the evening before your favourite tv show so you start to think 'Monday, if I go exercise at 6:30 pm, I can be back in time for 7:30 pm tv'. Or go straight after work/school and you will want to go exercise so you can at home with your daily schedule of things complete.
