Hey /fit/
I've only just recently got into boxing and I train every second day at the gym. By the end of these sessions I'm sore (arms, legs, abs) and I usually am the next day. Just wondering if anyone knows if there is any training I can do on these days in between while my muscles recover. All I can really think of is shadow boxing.

are you doing whole body workouts?

If so, you said arms legs and abs, how's your chest, neck, back, shoulders and forearms?

make sure you stretch and hydrate. Before and after.

Good luck with your fights dude.

If you do different variatons on that, the possibilities are nearly endless.

Deadlifts should be core to any boxers workout, they're really good for teaching you to use your whole body in 1 movement, aswell as producing way more power from the hips (which is where the real damage comes from)

Best of luck!
