I like to think I'm eating healthy, but it's just a normal breakfast for me. I've always had a mom to cook me breakfast, so I don't know what your problem is. I cook it by myself now, since I'm not living with my parents anymore.
30 minutes is just enough time to take a shower (if you haven't before), get your bag ready, and wake up if you're still in a drowsy sleep. On the car ride to the gym (kind of ironic, but I go straight to work afterwards), I listen to some music that I know will get me pumped and I'll pretty much want to explode afterwards. I get in an intense 40-60 minute work-out of lifting and running, with a few water breaks in between, shower at the gym, change, head to work.
