People at my job are doing a 'the biggest loser' style contest over the next few weeks. First weigh in is tomorrow and I want to do as much as possible to gain artificial weight(i.e. water weight/waste) before the first weighin tomorrow.I weighed myself last night at 180, and I'm already up to 185.2 in 24 hours. Weighin is tomorrow at 9am.tl;dr, what can i do to increase my weight without fucking up my actual diet? I've been sitting here eating salty things and drinking a fuckton of water, and trying to resist the urge of shitting. Anything else I can do?

just wear boots, cargo pants with heavy shit in the pockets, lots of change, eat lots of veggies and drink a gallon of water right before the weigh in.why would you want to be heavier anyway?
