look chumps, let me tell you what I do I weighted lift once every other day, and every day I run for cardio. When I am not weight lifting, I wear weighted vest ALL THE TIME (Except for dates, Sleeping, and jujitsu) It has increased my endurance 10 fold. I operate with the vest as if it was normal. When I take it off, Im as light as a fucking feather, and Im way to quick for the other people in my jujitsu class to keep up with Take that Pythagoras!
