I was 130-135 at 5'11". I was extremely weak and unhealthy. I got a gym membership and went a few times a week. But not much changed. My diet was still fucked up. Once I changed that I went from 130 to 165 while losing body fat just from running, in-home exercises with 8/10/15 pound dumbbells and weight machines at the gym2-4 times a week(Didn't start strength training until recently). You will be hard pressed to get a healthy body at that weight and height. However, you can become in great shape, look great and feel great easily enough.
Get some dumbbells and use them WHENVER you aren't doing something at home. Lot of pushups, pullups, crunches, squats and random shit to keep your moving and use your muscles. Run 4-5 times a week(not jog, or do HIIT). Try and get a gym membership. Start in strength training ASAP, even if its low weight, it's helpful.
