Hey /fit/, Im too far from a gym for it to work, and have to bench at home.. assuming I had a barbell with enough weight, would it work to do a benchpress/s lying on my back on a floor?

Floor press are good for working on your lockout (triceps) however it removes alot of the pec from the exercise.

If you combined with military press, bent over barbell rows, deadlifts, cleans, snatches and front squats, no reason you couldn't build a strong physique.

Get a fucking bench. Look on craigslist, you can find one for free if you look often enough. Floor pressing will work for now.
