I've been taking creatine for about a two weeks now cause I'm underweight, however I'm not that bothered about getting muscley and would prefer to just put a bit of fat on, so haven't been exercising after I've had the creatine.So what I'm asking is, do you need to exercise in order to see any effect from creatine, or can I just have some and sit on my ass, and gain weight?
