I have decided to do something about my pot belly gut (stomach) I'm 23 and weigh about 205 lb. What kind of exercises can you reccomend for a guy like me? Also I have been lifting some weights to work my arms and muscles for the upper body just so you'll know.

Post your body, you'll feel more motivated after we all call you a fat fuck. I do it nightly, day 3 now.

not OP,

I was actually thinking about that, but I'm so fucking fat and hairy that i would probably get banned.

Nothing is more motivating than peer pressure. For proof, see a rowing team.

OP here, FUCKING LAWL. though I feel the same way about that theory.

well all I could think of is the basics, sit ups, crunches and squats. there is no miracle for this you just have to keep at it and never stop. You will see results in about 2 weeks depending on how much you it.

Of course, but I don't think I'd be doing it if I couldn't post the images on here, its actually a pretty good motivator.

Well losing your body hair isn't going to be a significant weight loss...

But in all seriousness, keep up the good work and don't be afraid to ask questions. I'd say take photo progress maybe once a week as you won't see changes day to day.

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!?

You self-absorbed piece of shit, you look fine.
God why don't all the people who REALLY NEED IT post their bodies.

Thats it, I'm getting my fucking camera, prepare to be disturbed.

What I plan on doing is lining up the photos every 7 days and making a .gif out of them, until I'm satasfied with the results. Then we all can enjoy watching my flabby body go from fat to thin to buff (if I choose to finish off with actual anaerobic exercises anyways, I still haven't decided)

I was tired lol. I still have to go to work daily, and it isn't exactly working at mcdonalds or anything.

I work at UPS as a sorter. This means I have to categorize every ziprange (there is a little under 100k) in the united states into 13 colorized belts. Furthermore, I have to move them at a rate of 1200 packages per hour (or 1 package every 3 seconds). Most packages weigh roughly 30-70 pounds, with the occasional smalls truck which contains 1-8 pound packages.

Yeah its a rough job, needless to say I'm exausted every time I go home.

You should apply for a mail handler position in the USPS. Pays a shit load more than UPS.

Actually tempted to do so for a daytime job, since the UPS job is only part time currently (about 5 hours weekdays). They might pay more (I heard they get paid something like 15-18 starting) but UPS gets OMFG full benefits (health, dental, eye).

You'd probably start off as non-career or casual. There would be no benefits right off. At least thats how it was when I was doing DCO work for them a few years ago, but you'd be making plenty of money to get insurance on your own and only pay for what you'd need and want rather than for a whole package.

You have a VERY similar body type to my bf.
I will be interested to see how you thin up...what is your routine/diet?

Also...I am now thinking about doing the same with myself (daily posting)...you have inspired me!

So far, I've been running for about 1 hour a day, today at 5mph at a 4 degree incline (roughly 600 calories burned total), I'm trying my hardest on finding a weight lifting routine that fits my needs but so far I can't figure it out without trial and error (read: looking like a fool).

My diet... pretty much whatever I can scrounge up right now, not including fast food or soda drinks. So far its mostly been consistant of eggs/grilled chicken on wheat, plenty of water and fruits/veggies, and saltine crackers to snack on at work during lunch.
