Health and fitness, THANK YOU. I have been doing HIIT since I heard about it here a few weeks ago, and it already made a huge difference. I got some slim fitting pants and they look awesome :)

Now I'm looking for tips on how to perfect how I do the HIIT. My goal is to lose more fat that's left on my stomach and chest.

I do HIIT every other day now on an elliptical, with 1:00 of HIGH INTENSITY (DRAGONFORCE SPEED) and 30 seconds at moderate speed, with about 10 cycles of this.

Do you think I should increase the amount of cycles, or will I keep on making progress if I continue as it is?

What would happen if I did HIIT every day, but one day using an elliptical and the next day swimming?

How is it impossible?
You crank the resistance up to 50 and go as fast as you can or about 180 rpm..then take the resistance back down to 15 or so for the next minute and repeat.

Its just alternating between full output and moderate output. By doing this your body is continuously shocked, keeping it from reverting to calorie "saving mode". Its done with weight lifting too.

Correct. Go do the same "HIIT" outside on a track, you will be fucking exhaused within 2 minutes. I have been using an elliptical for 6 months now and briefly took up outdoor running and i can tell you right now you cannot reach your max effort on a machine.

Does the fact that you claim to be doing HIIT for 15 minutes (i fucking lol'd) not strike you as odd? Any fucking idiot can do "HIIT" on a machine.
