hey /fit/..The gym at my school has a bunch of machines as well as dumbells. I started using the dumbells for my upperbody because I've read machines only do so much. However, as far as my legs go, I'm restricted to the 2 machines (quads, hamstring) they have there. My question is, are there any leg exercises i could do with weights?!

I wonder if you could maybe do free standing calf raises with dumbells? Might be a bit too awkward though....Perhaps some reverse bridges? you can do squats and dealifts with dumbbells.
HOLD THE DUMBELLS IN YOUR HAND AND SQUAT FOR GODS SAKE, SQUAT UNTIL YOU SHIT YOUR PANTS, THEN DO ONE MORE
