me so sad /fit/

after 3 months of not doing any squats my max went down =/

I dropped the weight twice without lifting even once, which I used to hit 5 times.

I was able to do 10lbs lighter weight 5 reps, but with extremely shitty form

Don't worry. Just work your way back and muscle memory will kick in in no time.

My 5 rep max on the overhead press went down. Yesterday, I ended up with 5, 3, 2, 1, 1. FFFFFFFFFF
