Hey, mis/fit/s.

What are you opinions on instant breakfast powder?

I know it has a lot of vitamins/minerals but I've been hearing it's really not that good for you if you are looking to loose weight.

Whenever I got to the gym, my breakfast is usually a glass on instant breakfast, a cup of peaches and a piece of toast.

Would it be more sound to just get on a multivitamin and have a more tangible breakfast?

Thanks.

Either get a proper meal replacement shake, or eat real solid food. Oatmeal, eggs, healthy cold cereal, etc. There are a plethora of healthy breakfast options.

Thanks.

I can't stand oatmeal in a bowl, would an oatmeal bar be a substantial substitute?
(not the chocolate covered bullshit)

Some of the oatmeal bars aren't horrible for you, but I've never found one that tasted "right" to me. They've got some weird semi-solid fats in them that just taste off to me.
