wow /fit/ i feel great today.I was on a low carb, high protein, high fat bulking diet, bit it made me feel like shit.Now switching to about 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fats (or trying lol) and keeping the carbs low glycemicHoly fuck i have energy now!!!!
