I spend a good amount of time on /fi/ and I want to say this.

Yes, you may not be able to eat all the protein you need, as many calories, or as healthy. So fucking what?

Workout anyways, it's no excuse. You might not get maximal gains/losses, but some is better then the none you get by waiting to be able too. Don't think, just fucking do it.
