Here's what you do? You like a place? Put on sweatshirt. Put on sweatpants. Go outside. Run to that place doing HIIT. Come back to your place doing HIIT.
And if you're too scared/embarrassed/etc. to go outside and run around, don't. Don't feel stupid for exercising, and most importantly, run in places that are safe to tread on without the worry of being bullied.
