seriously dude wtf. you know nothing about lifting. for what you want, you're going to be doing the same thing as everyone else trying to get muscle: eat, lift, sleep. You just won't be at it as long. Once you reach your goals, then you'll be happy. You won't just suddenly surpass yourself before you know it. It doesn't work that way.
That said, your post embodies everything i hate about people who know nothing about lifting. eat shit and die, etc.
