I recently lost about 55 pounds (225ish to 170, also i am 5'10) now I am too skinny, so I want to bulk up. I have a multi gym with a tread mill in my parents place and the same combo in my condo.

I have the motivation, but I lack the knowledge in getting started (never learned how to work out properly). So I am hoping /fit/ could you give me beginners tips and a work out routine or at least some good websites to consult.

I am super skinny except for my upper body which still has alot of fat mostly in the stomach and upper chest. I rather turn that fat into muscle then keep dieting and losing more weight.

Um, I'm 5'10 and 170 and my torso is flabby. I can't fathom you being super skinny because I'm not.
