I've seen a bunch of posts lately from people who lost weight and have excess skin now.

I'm planning to go from 187 to 150 or so, by non-stupid food, weights, cardio... how fast can I lose it without risking excess skin crap?

If you're actually going to eat healthy, balanced meals while doing weights and cardio you really shouldn't have much to worry about.

Just make sure you're not losing more 1.5 - 2 lbs per week.

Even then, genetics ultimately determine whether you'll end up with lax tissue or not.
