for those who've tried, what's are /fit/'s thought on l-arginine?I took some for about a month (not long, shit is expensive) just too see the effects. It does have to be carefully taken to be effectivemore or less i found the product description accurate: increased energy, better results from exercise, stronger libido. I noticed in particular I slept well and woke up feeling better than usual.If there were any side effects I didn't notice them

i was just starting out so:1 pretermined dose (1 scoop) dissolved in water taken on an empty stomach just before sleep
