And try to get in some healthier foods, such as whole wheat breads, oatmeal, nuts, fish, and try to get some good fats in your diet such as olive oil, flax seed oil, and nut or fish oils. When you eat more often your body will be in an anabolic state more often. Snacking on chips and soda all the time will not give you the long lasting energy you need for a grueling day at the gym because they digest too fast. Also, work out your whole body. Use heavy weights for 3 or 4 sets of 8-12, and do mostly free weights.
