Get a job that forces you to interact with random people all day, everyday. You will ge over it in about a month, maybe three, then you can enjoy not giving a fuck about random social shit. It worked for me, I used to have a huge anxiety/internal ocd problem, I couldn't stop over analyzing everything, and having a job that forced me into the situations I hated, cleared 95% of it up.
I still freeze up around women I am interested in, but I would bet thats because my job didn't put me in that specific situation very often.
long story short, you just need to learn to stop thinking about things and live in the moment.
malnutrition can play a role in anxiety, specifically mercury poisoning (fish), or chronic lack of omega3's (ironically, from fish), or any essential fatty acid, or fat soluble related nutrition problem (your brain is pretty much entirely made of fat). Exercise will also raise androgen levels, and androgens are basically pure confidence.
