How many square meals and/or small meals does /fit/ eat per day? I used to eat 4 small portions per day, with a daily intake of well over 2000 calories, but nowadays I have much less appetite and can barely bring myself to eat till full unless the food im eating is wtfamazing. I typically eat either 2 small meals and 1 square meal per day, or 2 big meals per day (and I skip breakfast on work days in the morning). I know thats not necessarily a good thing, but I know for a fact that im eating much less, and I have lost 8 pounds so far. From what I've read up on its best to eat 4-5 small meals per day, but due to my work schedule and other activities I usually cant eat that frequently anymore. I also want to be able to enjoy at least 1 full meal per day. What does /fit/ suggest?
well don't think of them as 'small meals' just think of them as snacks and you should be able to eat more.
