A pound of fat is 3500 calories.
Once you create a calorie deficit of 3500 calories, you will lose a pound of fat. If you attempt to starve your body, it will eat muscle before fat. Since muscle uses calories at rest, you want to retain as much as possible.
If you are a fat lazy bitch, and do not exert a large amount of energy per day, than the problem you are facing is that the amount you will be forced to create a deficit would have to be very low. The problem with this is that like I said previously, the body will eat muscle if it feels it is being starved.
Let's say your body needs exactly 2500 calories a day, just to sustain itself.
If you wanted to just diet the weight off, you would have to eat about 2000 calories a day, and you would lose a pound of fat after five days.
Weight lifting raises the metabolism, allowing you to eat more, and heavy compounds like SQUATZ raises your testosterone and metabolism drastically, it also helps against the catabolzation effect of dieting and cardio.
tl:dr Yeah it's possible, but you will probably just hit a wall after you lose all of your muscle, and still have a nasty, tubby frame.
Also why would you need supplements? Unless you mean vitamins.
