if you got the cash, doc.. if not here you go.
Murdoc
I had a base the spine injury from lifting crap a long time ago. Nerve pitching pain that went down my leg and eventually lead to alot of numbness of my right leg. It didn't show up again (luckily it went away pretty fast after 2 days) till a little before I fell on my ass when trying to lay concrete. Didn't feel it when I fell but it showed up later with sitting to adjusting my self in bed. Look up a bit of yoga (I think laying dog is where you get on the ground and bend your knees, then lean forward and relax there for awhile.. seemed to help me), get a tub and fill it with enough hot (as you can stand) and take something with aspirin in it (read the label, I believe it is suppose to be an anti inflammatory). Try to avoid sitting for too long or lifting things too heavy (at certain angles) when you can avoid it. Also, if you boss won't can you on the spot, see if you can be put on a less straineous job for a bit. Good luck with the Boss-man. P.S.- try these things I recommend gingerly. My back and yours are not exacly the same, yours might be worse/better. Take care.
