So fit im not getting what i used to out of my weight lifting sessions, feels like im hardly progressing and i think i've hit a platue.
I started october last year and have made some muscle gains and gained strength but im looking for an "intermediate" course/routine to do now, mine is getting stale, (the usual, 70-80% rep max, 10 to 8 reps thing)
What shall i do /fit/?
