hey /fit/, smallfag trying to get big here.

after every workout my arms are close to twice as big as normal, but about 15 minutes after they shrink even smaller than before.

i tried eating protein immediately after my workout today but i'm not sure if i had eaten enough. i had dinner just now, about 3 1/2 hours after i finished my workout and my arms are still not much bigger.
is this normal?
what can i do to maintain my arms as big as they were right after working out?
