hey /fit/ i'm 19 and i'm 6'1", 170 pounds. I've had this small accumulation of fat in my belly for a while and im not entirely sure what type of cardio exercise is better to get rid of it.my first option is swimming. there's this 25m pool near my home which is free to local residents. the second option is going to the gym and do treadmill + abs which id have to pay for monthly.so /fit/ im leaning more towards swimming, how many times a week and hours a day should I do to get rid of this annoying baby fat in my stomach?pic related its me

Just do as much cardio as you have time for. If I had a choice I'd swim because of the impact on your knees on a treadmill. Though you're not 250 pounds so it probably isn't as big of a deal.
