Hey /fit/, help me out.I woke up this morning and my back is totally killing me. I have no idea why, either. I did a normal workout yesterday, nothing too strenuous. But now I feel like I towed a tractor with my teeth or something and I can barely move without it hurting like hell all over my upper back.Does anybody know any good stretches for the traps and lats, or other stuff I could do to relieve the pain? I've tried some warming gel but it didn't help much. In before painkillers, I'd like to avoid those.

Thanks guys, it's a bit better now. I'll have to fight the pain with copious amounts of alcohol tonight and hopefully it'll be better by tomorrow.
