Every second night I do around 10 sets x 15 reps of 10kg dumbbells, Ive been told that doing much less sets is fine, but my arms dont feel like they've been worked out enough.I read that doing 6 lots of 10 reps is enough but I felt as if my muscles didnt really get a good workout at all.Pic unrelated, but shes hot nonetheless
