I'm 5' 8" and 12 stone so I'm a fat fat fatty.

I'm going to Uni in a month's time and I want to go to Uni in better shape than I am now. /r/ing a way to lose some weight and become healthier all in a month.

But seriously I'd like some tips on becoming healthier and removing this bit of pudge I've developed.

No I'm a guy, I just don't seem to be able to put on weight very well. There's some pudge around my stomach and I just want to get rid of that basically but I know you can't spot remove.

Day 1 Bench Press, Squatz, pull ups
Day 2 30 minutes Cardio
Day 3 Bench Press, Squatz, pull ups
Day 4 30 minutes Cardio
Day 5 Bench Press, Squatz, pullups
Day 6,7 REST

repeat this for awhile til you can do decent weight with these, then consider doing certain days for different muscle groups

1200 Body Weight Squats per day.
Eat only one apple and a tin of tuna every day.
Repeat untill machinist with 30 inch thighs.
