Hi, /fit/.I've just finished with my second year of college. With those 2 years has come about 20 extra pounds and a size up in pants. I want to reverse this, specifically my gut and moobs. What kind of workout does /fit/ recommend for general torso improvement? Crunches and pushups?
Also, I'd like to get rid of my massive thighs, or at least build some muscle there. What kind of workouts do you recommend for thighs (side and back, if it matters)?
Can't target fatloss, you lose it from all over.Go jog or bicycle. I recommend jogging.Also eat healthier.
