Hi /fit/I'm a 121pound 170cm tall male.What I want to do is reduce my body fat % from 19% to 11-12%. I'm fine about my weight, but not really about my bodyfat %.I was thinking about resuming higher level cardio activities (since my current cardio stems from martial arts training, not actual sports activities). My diet is normal but has occassional friday night dinners which throw it off balance.How long should I set my timeframe to achieve that goal? Note that it isn't a problem to maintain the level of exercise and whatnot, I am an ex-amateur athletepic semirelated
