Hey /fit/ I got a couple of questions.

With the weather being nice these days, I've been thinking about getting into shape. I'd like to know how to get some nice look abs, and biceps. I am 5' 4", and ~108lbs, which obviously means I'm super skinny. Do you think muscles would look odd on such a tiny body?

What's the best way to get decent looking abs and arms without weights or gym? Lame picture of my abs taken with my camera for the sake of the thread. I know it's a bad picture but it's all I've got

Do bodywieght exercises, with weight on you, and try to go for lower reps, say around 8.

like do pushups with a v or something on your back, or handstand pushups, whatever.

If I did that routine twice a day, say 3 or 4 times a week what results will that yield me? What would be a better routine?

And what can I do for my arms? During the summer I like sleeveless shirts but I look like a tool because my arms look like twigs. If they had a little bit to them I think it'd look better.
