lunch: Starkist Light Meat Tuna Fillets, Teriyaki (2g fiber, 26g protein) two pieces of light wheat bread (5g fiber, 5g protein) Jell-O Fruit Passions pomegranate with pear (0g fiber, 2g protein) Dannon Light and Fit cherry vanilla (0g fiber, 5g protein) Jell-O sugar free caramel on pudding stuff (0g fiber, 1g protein) total calories: 370
snack: can of protein shake (3g fiber, 21g protein) Fiber One original (14g fiber, 2g protein) total calories: 170
