hi /fit/,I'm 5ft (152 cm) and around 108 lbs (49 kg).I would like to lose more weight but from the inner thigh area, (I'm already doing squats etc. and cycling for cardio) but is there anything else within what I eat to lose more weight from this area than just a low fat diet?Pic related (not me)
