hi /fit/,

I'm going to be having an operation on my jaw in a few months and the consultant told me I won't be able to eat properly for about 6 weeks. It will be a completely liquid diet during this time as I will not be able to open my mouth much.

Should I still keep up with my work out routine during this time? I won't be able to eat anything substantial so I was worried about losing muscle mass if I over exert myself during the 6 weeks...

Or does anyone know of anything liquid that is more substantial than soup? The only suggestions the doctor told me was mashed potatoes and meat paste...
