I'm a bodybuilder, so let me advise you: First support your workouts. Assuming money is not an issue, get a nitric oxide powder for before workout, get optimum 100 percent whey for right after workout. Get a multivitamin, and if your skinny trying to put on muscle, lift hard, eat like a motherfucker. Seriously, you have to eat like god damn pac man to put on quality size. Don't worry about what you eat, just try and keep it healthy (Like definitly eat lean meats and such, but don't feel bad about grabbing a double cheeseburger or fries or something like that, just keep it to a minimum).
