If you mean doing shit like 1 rep at a time or 3 or 4 at a time, no. It doesn't.
But if you're talking about heavy weights from 6-10, and by the last rep your not sure if you can rack it, then yes.
I lift 3sets of 10reps. Rep 10 should be hard as fuck. You might only hit 8 or 9 on the last set.
That is how I lift.
