iPods aren't the only MP3 player on the market. Fuck,I rage so hard when people think iPods are the be all and end all of MP3 players.

Sup /fit/. I'm a 20 year old male. 165 lbs, around 6 feet tall. Pic is related, it's how I want to look sometime in the future.

I've got some fat on me, particularly on my stomach, so I realize I need to lose some weight. I work out every day, alternating between HIIT on odd days and one hour cardio runs on even days. Some days I do resistance training at the gym then cardio afterwards.

I think I eat too little, though. I wake up, have two slices of whole-grain bread with mashed liver and cucumbers on them. Then usually eat dinner (which is a problem because I can't decide myself what's for dinner, so I tend to undereat, and overestimate the amount of calories in the dinner, I.E the other day we had pizza, I ate two smaller slices, estimated 1000 calories, too much? too little? idk).

Then after working out I usually fry around 100g of chicken and supplement with a fuckload of salad.

Will this eventually get me down to around 9% bodyfat? I think that's what my goal is at. I've been going at it for two weeks now but see little to no improvement in the stomach region, but I've think i've lost some fat other places on my body, and i've lost like 4 pounds, but it's hard to tell if it's muscle or fat.
Am I right in thinking that if I eat too little, I might end up burning muscle instead?
Halp!

Need to take in more protein. Keep up the cardio supplemented by weight training like squats. Eventually you will meet your goal..

I live in the American Gardens Building on W. 81st Street on the 11th floor. My name is Patrick Bateman. I'm 27 years old. I believe in taking care of myself and a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine. In the morning if my face is a little puffy I'll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
