>> Anonymous
I was just about to post about this. I dl'd a 7 gig torrent of it and figured I'd do it over the winter.

hey bra' i don't trust anything that says beachbody

there is a diet, but you can substitute whatever you want as long as its in the same categories if you know what i mean. there is a fit test to do before the program so that it makes sure you dont die during plyometrics and shit. i can make draw it up quick if you want

maybe it's only one 30 day set? no docs included.

My brother was interested in this and asked me to download it. I never heard of it until he asked me a few weeks ago.

I might try it out if it actually works.

12 exercise videos

so how do they all do it, is it like a 7 day thing?
>> Anonymous
>>286805
They have a 'plan' in which you cycle different videos on certain weeks of the 90 day program, as to keep muscle confusion to a max so the body doesn't adapt to a specific workout routine.
>> Anonymous
Muscle confusion is a load of horse shit. Muscles don't get use to doing bench every week unless you bench the same weight every week.

You just need more weight not new routines.
>> Anonymous
it really does work. You just gotta keep exercising after the 90 days to stay in that good of shape. It wont last forever
>> Anonymous
I have it, 12 videos, one vid a day + half hour ab workout.
they switch up the order of the videos though to keep you from getting used to them. the workouts don't seem too intense, but then I'm used to pushing myself.

just dled a few things from the rapidshit

>layout week 1-3 chest & back, pylo, shoulders arms, yoga, legs back, kenpo, then rest day or x stretch

so on for the whole 90 days or 120 or whatever

too bad i just joined a new gym a few weeks ago, cause this thing looks like it could kick your ass

bring the videos to the gym and do them there lol

P90x is a waste of time. You don't need to work your goddamned pecs and shoulders for a whole hour to get them bigger. Just get a gym sub and do this http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showpost.php?p=13263164&postcount=3

p90x or stronglifts 5x5 OH GOD WHAT TO DO

maybe I could do 90 days of p90x then do stronglifts to put on mussle
>> Anonymous
p90x just sounds like it would kick your ass better than any 5x5 out there

6 days of hour long rape per session vs 3 30m gym sessions a week?

>>286870

And what's funny is the latter session is just as effective.

For building muscle yea, but for fat loss I see p90x being 10x more efficient and faster

REMEMBER X STANDS FOR XTREME

P90x is more of a circuit training routine for conditioning and fat loss, not strength building, and not really even mass building. Now as a conditioning regime, go for it.

THEYRE WORKING HARD I KNOW YOU ARE!
>> Anonymous
Its good, but probably too hard for beginners, Ive been going to the gym for 5 years now, and I struggled with parts of it. It seemed lame until I tried it.

You should struggle, that's the point of it.

Muscle confusion is just their term for the gimmick of switching things up so you don't get bored, and simply "adding more weight" doesn't mean you'll avoid plateauing. I've been going to the gym since January and plateauing can be demoralizing after seeing great progress.

You aren't going to get huge muscles, but you're going to shed fat and define what muscle you do have.
