Hey /fit/ I have a question.

Tomorrow I have to run a mile in 7 minutes and 30 seconds. The last time I was timed I ran 7:36. Since then I've been biking daily for around two or so months. So I don't think I should have a problem. Just curious to know, are there foods I should avoid before I run? I hear dairy isn't too good.

picture unrelated.

thanks.

I have nothing to contribute other than the fact that I found that picture hilarious.

DRINK LOTS OF WATER
STAY AWAY FROM ENERGY DRINKS AND THE LIKE
EAT LOTS OF CARBS AND FRUITS
AFTER YOU'RE DONE RUNNING COOL OFF WITH SOME SQUATZ

as long as you are not munching on some lards of fat, it shouldn't matter too much since it sounds like you got it.

just try to avoid getting a diarrhea

What happens if you DON'T run it in that time? Is the gestapo gonna execute your family or something?

I can't be in the independent physical education class that's all. I don't want to do the alternate.

They had something like this at my college. Some of the medical degree courses and firefighter/park ranger/other dumb shit courses required *a* phys ed class for first semester. If you didn't meet certain requirements, you had to take "physical wellness" instead of physical fitness, the difference being PF is a 4 credit class and PW is a 2 credit class.

I opted for PW on purpose because their idea of a class session was playing frisbee or walking on the campus nature trail. Shit was awesome. PF had a nazi teacher.
