have a HIIT thread Anonymous
i decided to try HIIT on a stationary bike since it's not recommended to use a treadmill and there's fuck all places for running around here. i did 20/10 eight times. i'm pretty sure i did it correctly, as i was panting like fuck and thought my legs were going to give out. i had jelly legs and felt kind of sick for a while afterwards.

however, i did not experience what most people call "wanting to curl up and die". i was exhausted, yes, but not in agonizing pain and i seemed to bounce back pretty quickly.

am i doing it wrong? i went as hard as i could. should i just do more repetitions or just give up and go with regular cardio

Its fags exaggerating as usual. If you've worked up to it doing regular moderate cardio you wont feel like "curling up and die". Exercise nausea doesn't affect everyone either, but its sometimes a shock in your body making you feel sick.

If you are doing it as hard as you can, you done it right. Ignore the fags here telling you that you did it wrong because they didnt have the same experience.

just means you are healthier than the faggots on here who think they've broken a rip because their body can't handle fifty sit ups.
