hey /fit/
i have an ass of a woman, the rest of me is pretty fit, and i am pretty fit, its just that my ass is like that of a chick. seriously, if i were a girl, i'd want an ass like mine. anyway, im not really trolling. how do i get rid of it? i want a more manly ass. what specific work outs should i do? i go to the gym and have a routine with the medicine ball, lift for a bit and swim about 5 days a week but none of it helps my ass specifically. squats and sit ups and all aren't doing anything. i've been doing them deligently for months. im not sure what to do about it.

Cardio to lose body fat. Hour of jogging every day. Go.

does it matter if i run on a tread mill or outside? michigan is kinda cold. also, will biking be a good alternative? i'd rather bike 8 miles than run 3

the problem with biking on city streets, and you know to ask, is because of frequent stop lights. You can't get the same kind of exercise jogging, at least you can turn or jog on the spot. Cyclists MUST stop.

Also, you go 5 times further with the same energy as walking. So, keep that ratio of energy use in mind. It's easier, that's why it's attractive.

You can get good cardio exercise at home with DVDs. And you travel nowhere. =D
