Rate my food today:
Breakfast:
1 cup cottage cheese with cinnamon and raw sugar
1/2 cup plain cinnamon toaster

Snack:
2 cadbury roses chocolates (Its kill for chocolate week)

Lunch:
1/2 cup pastaroni
1 chicken noodle cup of soup
1/2 cup cottage cheese

Dinner:
Chicken sandwhiches (brown bread with pumpkin seeds/light mayo/mustard/lettuce/avacado)

hmm you are a woman....everything is perfect just eat regular cottage cheese no sugar or cinnamon and then eat some of the weight-smart oatmeal in the morning....just more fiber....probably 20 grams or so a days worth in total and you have like 6 right there.....try to divide it evenly throughout the day with your meals

Here is mine (I'm trying to put weight on)

Breakfast:
1 bowl of Nutrigrain cereal

Snacks:
1 banana
1 donut

Lunch:
2 bread rolls with ham and butter

Snack:
3 slices of toast with jam
1 peach

Dinner:
5 slices of supreme pizza

Midnight snack:
2 hard boiled eggs
2 slices of toast with baked beans

I'm at 132lbs (60kgs) and want to reach 165lbs (75kgs)

I forgot to add to yesterdays food that I put 2tsp of benefiber in my cottage cheese also..what does /fit/ think of benefiber???

Todays food
Breakfast:
1 cup cottage cheese with 1 grated apple
1 tsp raw sugar and cinnamon ( i heard cinnamon was good)

Snack:
2 roses chocolates (damn myself..arghh)

Lunch:
1 bowl of leek soup
1 cup lettuce
1/4 cup chicken with teriyaki sauce

Snack:
Red tea with 1tsp raw sugar and 1 tsp vanilla

Dinner:
YET TO BE EATEN...but it will be a chicken salad...just lettuce with a bit of chicken and mustard

Want to try cutting out the sugar in my cottage cheese tomorrow..thanks for feed back. Hopefully Ill be able to get low fat cottage cheese tomorrow too

lol yeah, good point. I guess a little bit of fatty food cant hurt, especially if i'm trying to gain weight but I try to cut it out as much as possible.
