slow weight loss Max

How do you lose weight slowly? like admittedly im still in school, and im about 5,6" and i weigh 13:6 : (

I used to be about 10:9 and was getting muscular, i worked out three times a week, ran after each workout and ran on sundays too, but my homelife situation has changed DRASTICALLY so im unable to make a steadied commitment to working out like that, and if i can work out its not scheduled and its not really beneficial :S

Whats the best way to shift some poundage by not going on a crash or really serious diet? (still in school) i can go running and i have a 10lb bar with two 7lb weights, thats it lol

my school gym mainly has cardio stuff, which i dont enjoy that much (apart from just running in the dark, that rocks, time to think and exercise etc), the multi trainer is busted, and there arent any bars, only a set of dumbells

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Assuming you just want to lose weight, do this every other day. However, if you want to gain muscles as well, do it in between workouts ie.
Monday - Weightlifting
Wednesday - HIIT
Friday - Weightlifting
etc.

You need heavier weights. Get some weights that would really stress your body. If you can't afford/have no room for free weights, get a machine, which IMO is not as effective but works nonetheless.

Keep working out until you're near failure (when your muscles just can't handle the weights anymore), then work out with lighter weights until near failure again and repeat.

Do not work out for over an hour and get in a protein shake postworkout.
