/fit/ what are some good exercises I can do at home without any equipment to build some arm strength? I wanna start playing bass and I need more arm strength for that.
Play more Bass. What people somehow fail to understand is that if you want to perform better at a specific activity, it's best to just do that activity more - your body will adapt. Not to mention, I'm sure you can use the fucking practice.
No I want to build some arms strength before I start playing. At the moment I'm just playing piano. My hands are also out of proportion to the rest of my body in that they have quite a bit of muscle on them and my arms are skinny. Looks odd.
errryou don't exactly have to be DBZ strong to play bass
>>64747This thread is now officially retarded.
do push ups, do dumbbells curls, and build ur triceps too. if dont got dumbbells then u are going to need to get some
>>64741I've been playing bass for about 4 years and my forearms are rock solid, no matter what... I have less muscle on my upper arm, and never worked out before hand. It would probably help, but the best way is just to play more bass.
fap
lol. You don't need to be muscular to play bass. And if you find yourself getting tired when you play, just play more.
