Basically, so long as you include the fat content in your well-rounded diet plan, you can eat all the eggs you want. On average, the body likes 40-60 grams of fat per day, and each egg (yolk) has 7 grams of fat. The whites are nothing but protein, calorie-wise. I am going to start eating 3 eggs and 1 white in the morning (with a bowl of shredded wheat, mind you), and then eating my almost fat-free diet for the rest of the day. Mainly because I hate spending 5 bucks on Egg Beaters when I can get more real eggs for less than half the price.
