Eating too many nuts will give you intestinal blockage. 2% milk isn't gonna hurt you but too much of it gives some people stomach problems (nothing serious, just gas, diarrhea, things like that).

Just eat tunafish, boneless skinless chicken breasts, fruits, vegetables, handfuls of nuts, yogurt, oatmeal, milk, OJ. And get plenty of aerobic exercise.

what're you trying to do OP, gain weight or lose it? are you relying on diet alone to lose or what?

be more explicit. and define "a lot." how much of your total diet is made up of nuts and 2% milk?

1.) you are overweight for your height/weight.
2.) 2% milk isn't very healthy if you look at its calories from fat
3.) Nuts are good for some protein but you need to be losing weight more so then trying to gain a ton of muscle, lot of fucking salt in that shit.

Ok i eat chicken honey&oats milk (usually skim but im out so im drinking 2% tonight) tuna, salads, three or four big handfuls of pistachios(throughout the day). stuff like that.
I lift weights for usually 40 minutes to an hour a day and do some cardio every now and then.

that means please let me know if any diets will help me get taller.
