I picked up boxing again for the first time in over 9000 years. Out of curiousity, I checked out some kind of kcal-calculator afterwards which said that i had burned about 1000 kcal for 90 mins of training (i weigh about 215 lbs/98 kg (?)). Seems like too much, so i subtracted the rest time, and landed on 700 kcal. Would this be somewhat correct?
