Potential Injury? Anonymous

I was working out with my buddy today and I was doing some chest flys. On the last set my left arm kind of gave out and my arm dropped along with the dumbbell. At the time my tricep felt really weird and I was worried that I tore something. After a few hours and a turkey sandwich, it feels much better but still weird. Should I goto the doc and check this out or just wait around and hope for the best?
