aight i wanna start lifting seriously now and i have some questions for you:1) how much reps and how much weight should i start with and how much hours should i give it a rest?2) im talking about bench press like in the pic, do you think it is enough for a strong and buffed body? i do some dumbells and other minor exercises..3) i do bench press once in a while but it's just about 110lbs or something like that... i do 12 first, then i add 2 blocks and do 10 that's it4) please, i know this shit gets posted often but i just need a decent workout routine. thanks in advance

how about you go to your local gym and get educated.
