/fit/,Im a pretty big guy naturally (not like HUGE big, but typical "that big fucker at the end of the bar" big)Got some fat round my waste, but hey, i like food.I'm currently doing 12 curls and then 12 benches of 35kg twice a day, every other day.Is this enough? Am i over working?Im a rugby player etc, and ive just picked up again after injury and my upper body strength is somewhat lacking... I do mixed other excersises on my upper, but never the same exercise 2 sessions in a row, apart from the bicep curls and the beching.
