Hello /fit/. Fat bastard here. How effective is jogging up and down stairs at burning calories? Also, what are some warning signs that I should probably take a breather before I keel over? Right now it feels like I may throw up and/or die.
It's pretty decent, but your stage of wanting to keel over is probably weak for other /fit/ people
>>400887Hmm. I've jogged up them 22 times in ten minutes. Feel lightheaded. Should I lay down or drink a bottle of water?
>>400891water
>>400891it's best to not lay/sit down after exercise, walk around a little bit to cool down.
i honestly think being fat has a direct effect on how well the brain works
>>400932I thought I was the only one!But it works both ways, you have to be a fucking idiot to get fat in the first place.
>>400934More a sad combination of geek tendencies and having sports shoved down my throat so hard as a child a grew to hate going outside.
Trampolines are awesome exercise, check this vid for proofhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W3q5_OwzBLg
>>400883Squats.
I would run up and down stairs, but I have a tendency to trip on the way down.
just do the regular pushups squats and sit ups until you can no longer do them everyday and you should be able to remain relatively fit
