Hey /fit/ i got a 35 lb olympic bar at home and i was wondering what kind of different work outs can i do with it besides bicep curls.

Or you can do non-faggot shit for once in your life and put weights on it. Cleans and presses, Deadlifts, bent rows are options without presuming that you have a cage and bench to go with that awesome fuckin' bar of yours.

with the exception of, maybe, skullcrushers most of these exercises are useless without weights.

45 lbs is 7ft i think.
