Hey /fit/ I have a problem.

I'm 59.4 in tall and weight 103 lbs, I eat little, I do small exercises like ten situps ten pushups etc almost every day, still I look like the girls between 80-100, halp guys what should I do?

You're a midget, that's your problem. You would also need to eat a lot and do a real workout to gain weight.

God damn Jap girls have great bodies. -30-60%=fucking perfect.

What's your problem? You are less than 5 feet tall and weigh 100 lbs, count your blessings. Most guys who would personally love a tiny girlfriend to impale.

Cardio, and eat at least 1200 calories per day.

OP's pic is now my new motivational poster, I'm aiming for 0.
/fit/, I'm asian 5'6 and used to be 160 lbs but after one month of daily yoga sessions, sit ups(I dont rest my back to the ground just hover an inch above it before pulling up again.) and weight training I'm down to 140. Still really fat, but I'm planning to push it down to 110 before new years.
Is this possible /fit/?

bodies like that are made in the kitchen. think about how you got this way to begin with. look into proper nutrition too.

I plan on changing my die to mainly oatz, protien shakes and a daily glass of milk.
But I'm having my exams right now and until the end of the month, I'm gonna have to put up with being force fed chicken broth with a fuck load of herbs and oil, pig brains (mmm!) and lotsa fish. Because my mom believes these are all brain food.

short girls are hawt

OP, lift weights...

80 is still hot in my opinion.

Also 5' is short but not midget. I know shorter people, so maybe my standards are skewed or something, but 4'11" is just "really short", not midget status.

Also don't "eat very little", OP, just eat differently. Consider how much bread, rice, etc... you're eating. I'm not saying to go on the Atkins diet or anything, but if you reduce carb intake to something that reflects what you actually need (or operate on a SLIGHT deficit), you'll probably lose more weight than just reducing caloric intake across the board.

5'6" and 140 is impressive. Good work. dropping 30 pounds in about 40 days is not safe though, so no I wouldn't say that it's possible. Where are you on OP's chart, though?
>Because my mom believes these are all brain food.
So move out or tell her that you're an adult and need to make eating decisions on your own...?

I wouldn't.

Only 18, moving out in February. I cant say no, to her after she spent a good few hours over a stove slaving away also her cooking tastes so orgasmicly good.

btw, I'm between 60 and 80.

150cm eh? That's a bit below average in Asia. I'm only 170cm and I'm considered a giant already. Just move to Asia if you get tired of being a midget.

I'm about 40% right now, looking to lose about 10 pounds.

How many pounds need to be lost to go from 80 to 10?
>> Anonymous
>>466076
It depends on so many different things. It's not going to be the same for every person.
>> Anonymous
What is the percentage value supposed to be?
>> Anonymous
60-100% preferred here.

-10 to 40 is best... whats with all the chubby chasers in /fit/ ?

Get off of the computer and go exercise. Don't come back until you weigh less than 200 lbs.

Chart doesn't make sense. Why the hotter the lower score? -30= perfection.

-30%, 10%, 40%

maybe it's a chart of how much percentage of fat they need to lose?
