Hey/fit/, I been doing the Sushi diet for 8 weeks now (today!!). I have seen really great results, lost about 30 pounds today, which is a lot considering Im trying to get cut. The thing is, do I get enough protein?

Meal:
Breakfest is california roll.
Lunch, 3 random rolls with salmon sashimi
Dinner, Rice and extra lean beef or chicken.

Thoughts?

Haha I was a bit of a fatty, is 30 pounds a lot for 8 weeks?

I was 260 at 6'4, still 6'4 but now 230. Goto gym 4 times a week.

If you've lost 30 pounds in 8 weeks, that's too much; you haven't been eating enough. The amount of nutrition you're getting from what you listed is absolutely pitiful.

You eat raw fish. You fucking fail in every possible way of this post.

omg urdooinitrong

If you have enough money to eat sushi all day (provided you're eating quality sushi not supermarket/walmart shit) you have enough to hire a nutritionist/personal chef and a personal trainer.

why dont people just eat lean meat/fish and veggies every meal, having fruit and oatmeal pre/post work out and nuts/fish oil for fats. it's that fucking simple if you are willing to eat the same thing everyday
