Real quick question for /fit/

I've been actally working out recently, and I've noticed the start of biceps, pecs, and abs.

Except it's only the upper abs that are showing. Which isn't all that asthetically pleasing. So, I'm cheap and kinda lazy, and i don't need a work out plan. I'm just wondering is any of you gurus know some very basic sit-up variants for lower abs, or anything that would help.

Thanks

Hi, I don't want to really work but want someone else to fix my problem. I buy into bullshit and want you to feed me more. Who am I?

You can't target fat loss, genetics determine the shape/position of abs and muscles. Lowering your bodyfat percentage could help though.

There is one exercise, dunno what its called.

You like on a bench and kick both your legs up to a vertical then back down. It works on the lower abs.

Hi, even though I'm lazy and cheap I'm still the one doing the work outs. You guys seem know what you're doing, and I'm only really asking for a few moments of your time. Too much for you?

Leg scissors, where you lie on your back with your hands under your butt, and you alternate lifting up you left and right legs. You can emphasize which region of the abs you want to add on more muscle, but the only REAL surefire way to see your stomach definition is if you lower your body fat percentage. I find HIIT to be the fastest method at melting fat off of the body.
