So, I've just joined the army and have been getting ready for basic training. I've been having trouble increasing the amount of sit-ups I can do. Seems that when I get to around 30 sit-ups, I can’t do anymore. Can /fit/ recommend ways to increase my sit-ups?

How about doing sets of sit ups, lets say... 3 sets of 20 sit ups each. Increase the Nummber of sit ups as they become easier.

Just spend your time banging hookers and doing drugs. The amount of situps you do won't matter when you're sand filled hamburger in a few months.

Easiest way to do more situps? Don't stop when your chubby little ab muscles start to burn. I used to only be able to do 25. Now I can do 180. And all I did was push it.

is right. Do as many sets as you can. Situps are hard to fuck yourself up with, so many sets of a few > one set of all. If you see what I mean.
