Hi /fit/

My right bicep is pretty sweet, but my left is very unexciting. I've been doing curls with just my left arm throughout day in the hopes that it will catch up. 4 or 5 sets at a time, 5-7 reps each.

Is this a bad idea?

From what I've heard you need to stop doing as much with your other more powerful side. It makes sense too since losing muscle is easier than building it.

I would prefer to not do that...

Hmmm...well if it was me I would rather take 2 weeks to even them out then keep on building. Of course I seem to build muscle pretty quickly (even though now I'm in a freaking rut because of a knee injury)

Well, I'm still going to do straight bar curls for both biceps, but what if I eliminated single arm curls for my right entirely and only did them for the left? That's what I've been doing basically. Think that will work?

Also, I have the same issue with my chest... I've been trying to do the same thing by only butterflying the left side and using my right to balance it. Think that will work too?

stop masturbating so much, or use your left hand

Trust me, my dick isn't big enough that it would make my right bicep bigger... Maybe the wrist... maybe.

That's all I can think of :/
