At your weight, and your height, the last thing that you should be thinking of is cutting down on body fat. At the point you are at, trying to do so is just going to make you unhealthy. I'd say step up your calorie consumption, as 1500 is usually the calorie mark for weight loss diets. As prior posters have said, you should be aiming to gain muscle. Doing so will help you see your abs a lot faster and you won't risk further taxing your body.
