Ive always been a skinny guy. thats because im very active (sports, playing drums etc) and dont eat too much.
I started working out 2 months ago and now i look pretty much like the guy on the pic
QUESTION: how do I gain weight. I know how to build up muscle (6 pounds so far) but I need more fat too.

I DID see that comming... well its hard to eat more than your body wants to... also I countet calories and I`m currently at 2200-2500 (2000 is regarded "normal")

eat nuts. they're very caloric. and healthy. but be careful, if you REALLY overeat on them, you'll get a sore stomach.
also good dark chocolate, like 70% cocoa.

eat more. 2000 is the RDA for women. A sedentary man should 2500. Active people need even more than that.

I'd eat at least 2700 calories if I were you (increase it as you work out more, you need calories to build muscle).

Also make sure you're getting enough protein. At least 1.5 grams of protein per kilogram of bodyweight.

And while I'm at this, make sure you get enough sleep (7 hours min).
