Starting to eat non-shit food and giving up smoking at the same time. Last two months were filled with lots of drinking, burgers and half a pack per day.
What to expect - ravishing hunger for carbs due to no ciggarets and cimiliar, any tips/toughts/remembrances ?
Yes, I googled - asking you now, or at least those who tried both at the same time.

im trying to quit for a month now, well i have come down from 22+ cigs a day to up to 14 cigs, im planning to have a next set quit date on first of september. anyways what i suggest is not going cold turkey, you will smoke the missed cigs back faster then u want. so instead lower the amount of cigs per day like do smoke 1 cig less each day, or get the first cig of the day later then the day before and the last cig of the day should not be later then 7 pm(thats when u wake up at 7 am, when u wake up at 9 for example then u can have your last one at 9 pm if u want)

Just make sure you have nothing too unhealthy around the house- remove temptation rather than trying to tame it, at least for now.
