Eat lots of nuts or seeds. Any you want, as much as you want. I personally enjoy peanuts, sunflower seeds, walnuts, almonds, and other shit.
If you're too lazy to eat the nuts, go to a store and ask for a peanut butter called "Naturally More". I get jars of them for $2.66 at Wal-Mart. It's the best peanut butter around, just buy a lot and eat a lot of it. Try a container a day on top of what you already eat.
