So I play a full game of Golf (18 holes, par 5 course) every Sunday, and go to the driving range once or twice during the week. I notice that afterwards I'm usually sore on my left side almost exclusively, from my obliques to my shoulders.What I want to know is will this give a noticeable difference in my body's symmetry? And since I can't just go and play Golf left handed to compensate, are there any exercises I can do with similar movements, to work the other side of my body?
