halp, I dont know which kinda protein to get. Right now Im getting back to the gym (I was fairly active before hand. Tall and pretty lean) I currently weight 175 lbs. and Im trying to get to 185-190 lbs. I'm currently on syntha-6, cell mass, NO-Xplode and and L-Glutamine. Any other good proteins out on the market that can help me get to this weight.
P.S. I dont wanna get huge like arnold I still wanna just stay lean

Bro, those aren't proteins...

OP here:
syntha-6 is a protein, it has whey, casein and egg protein, cell mass is a creatine, NO is a pre work out supplement, and L-glutamine is an ab fat burner. Im just saying that I use syntha-6 but im not getting the results Id like from it

results?
protein=/=steroids
protein supplements are just used to supplement you protein intake when you cant get the protein from food.
Syntha 6 is good for after workout because it has different types of protein, with different time releases.

glutamine is not a fat burner, it is an amino acid. furthermore, supplementation of glutamine will not give you any results aside from improved immune system function unless you are deficient. And its pretty fucking hard to be deficient in glutamine. Use it up and don't buy it ever again. stop taking no xplode, its just caffeine. Cell mass is overpriced creatine. Just buy some bulk monohydrate. you're welcome

seems like you got money, here's a full compliment of products I personally endorse.

Pre-workout boost: Superpump 250
Creatine: SizeOn
Intra-workout energy (lifting): IntrAbolic
Intra-workout energy (cardio): Purple Wraath
Protein: Optimum 100% Whey Vanilla
Mass Gainer: Optimum Pro Complex Gainer Vanilla
Multivitamin: Orange Triad

These were all chosen for being the most effective I've tried. And other than intrabolic, they're tasty to boot.

Listen to this man, the other day I did the unfortunate mistake of taking two protein shakes in one day. Woke up the next, couldn't even get through the door to my bedroom I was so HUEG.

have any of you tried the creatine pills? Is it easier?

Man this one time I lost the scoop to my protein, so I kind of guesstimated how much I should pour. I must've added too much, because the next day my muscles had doubled and almost tripled in size. I didn't even notice when I first woke up, since I was so tired. But my dog came up to my bed like he always did wanting breakfast, and I gave him a hug like I always did first thing in the morning. Well.. this hug wasn't warm and furry like usual. this one was... wetter. I let go and move back and his body just kind of sank to the floor. And I look at my arms and it was like looking at two really lumpy red pillows. I tried to call for help but I accidentaly crushed my phone in my hurry. It took me two solid years to get that accursed muscle back off.

Moral of the story: Don't mess around with this shit.

lol, well I take the l-glutamine because it halps with protein synthesis, and even tho the body produces its own glutamine, so the supplement halps recover it much faster than 6 days. And I dont have alot of monies to spend. I work at a local gym here, and I happen to be really cool with one of the personal trainers who runs a supplement shop(he goes to gnc.com and marks his prices down from there) plus being friends I get a bigger discount. All the supplements I named at the begining of this post I bought for $130. I get all my info from him.

Yeah you have to be careful of that.

Once I tried doing squatz instead of leg extensions and I woke up the next day looking like Ronnie Coleman!

Be careful bro.
