Hi fit.
I have had eating disorders before, and it has
completely stuffed up my eating habits
and exercise. I am an apprentice chef.
All i think about is food, what i'm going to eat
What i shouldn't eat, when i do eat i feel bad,
I can't bring myself to starve again...Ive gained 10 kg
over the past year and i am really unhappy about it.
At one point i weighed 100lbs but now i weight about
130lbs. I'm 5'2". I am still in the healthy weight
range but i feel large as i have a small frame.
Help me. :(

Everything is all psychology. All you have to do is let go, eat whatever the hell you want, and exercise. You should be able to maintain 100-130 pounds if you eat healthy and exercise, forget calorie counting.

HIIT = High Intensity Interval Training. Basically you get your heart rate to 90%, then after 30 seconds of that, lower it back to 40-60% and do that 8-9 times. The point of that if you would usually run for 30 mins + your muscles would already get used to the speed and would try to burn less calories so you can run longer, but when you do HIIT your heart rate and speed is always changing making you burn more calories and making your body work harder.

If you are worried about weight gain, keep a calorie log. Eat 1200 calories per day. It sounds like a lot, but it's enough to get your metabolism running. Vegetarianism is one way to go (or you can just incorporate veggie meals into your diet.) Cut out the corn starch, and eat negative calories when you feel the urge to snack. Also, for convenience, try getting microwavable veggie meals (all veggies, like Birds Eye or Safeway Select.) They make for a good, quick and healthy meal :), especially if you can't cook/lack time.

Then you have enough energy to excercise for 10-15 minutes a day (start small, work your way up. Setting your goals too high will de-motivate you.)

I would have to agree 115 is a good goal for you. Just run/walk a minimum 30 mins 3-4 days a week. If you get yourself into a pattern, you'll find yourself actually wanting to work out. After a while slowly increase to an hour if you can. Not only will you look better, you'll feel better too :). Oh and dont pay attention to the whole pubes talk. Also don't change your eating habits too much, just stop yourself when you might over-eat. Also, if possible, if you have a fatty meal in front of you see if you can get a girl friend to share it with you. Thats what I do. It helps. Ive lost about 8 pounds like that, only five more to go.
