/fit/ is my most browsed board so im gonna post this here.

In what order would YOU assess someone in a job interview. For me, it'd go like this:

Fat (If they're fat they ain't having a job, shows no disaplin)
Ugly (Makes company look bad)
No sense of humour (Annoys coworkers)
BO (Puts customers off)
When they smile you can see their gums (Thats just fucking ugly as shit)


List your discriminations against people.

During the interview I'd point a gun at their head and analyze their reaction.

If they cried and begged for their life, I'd throw them out of the place of employment.

If they started screaming and/or crying, I wouldnt hire them.

If their eyes widened and they went completely silent, I might hire them.

If they pulled out their own gun and aimed back, I'd hire them.

If they started laughing, I'd hire them right away.

If they stuck their finger in the barrel of the gun and started giggling, I'd instantly hire them and give them a raise.
