Diet is a little iffy, I'll admit. Breakfast is fine, since I usually have about half a bowl of cereal (half because I can't eat breakfast before 10:00 - I pretty much have to force myself to digest something). Lunch is usually a sandwich of some kind or pizza. Dinner's fairly standard - usually rice/pasta complimented with some kind of meat and salad on the side.
And I'm fully able to resist the munchies when I'm baked. Though I usually do go for a cup of tea.
(I'm kinda baked right now so forgive me if some of the above doesn't make sense).
