Sup /fit/ i have i question:

What is the best way to build abs
-Right now i'm doing 5 sets of 50(sometimes 60) crunches on a 45 degree incline

Is it better for me to keep on increasing the abount of crunches. or better to do it with weight - like 10kg+

Also at what point abs start to look relatively good? Something like 5x100 with 30kg weight?

One last question, the top of my abs look kinda wierd... will it stay that way?

top of my abs look even more weird but, if i'm right thats something genetic or it has to do with your posture of like your whole life till now...so i don't think it will change much

so should i do More crunches or add weight?

if you want bigger muscles you must add weight... longer sets dont do much to the size only endurance

killing yourself would probably yield great results.and lulz....for us at /b/ anyway.

fuck all musclefags!

endurance is where it's at

Either lose weight or eat a bit more to gain muscle mass and then lose weight.

It's all about building up and breaking down and not breaking in the process.
