/fit/I just took a picture of my back, and realized how under developed my lower back is. shit. it's pretty bad. just started dead lifts/squats a few weeks ago. hoping those will help over time.what else is good for this?

Are deads and squats enough for lower back?
They will work fine, just lift a decent amount weight.And use PROPER FORM -- or you could be in for back probs for the rest of your life.
