alright /fit/,
i need help with collecting some data so it'd be useful if you could just answer a few things.

firstly, on a scale of 1 to 10, 10 being highest, how would you rate your knowledge of health and diet?

secondly, how many hours in a week do you spend exercising and is it light, moderate or heavy exercise?

pic unrelated.

That is quite a pair of tits on this WORKSAFE BOARD.

To answer your question, though, 5'ish. Considering the amount of anatomical and biochemical knowledge there is to be had about health and diet, if you don't have the letters Ph.D. after your name you probably have a LOT of learning before you can seriously say you're an 8+.

I would say I'm a 7 on that scale

I do about 4 hours of moderate exercise per week.

I find the exercise I do fun, and I'm well motivated. Everything I do increases my functionality.

5/10
6 hours a week, almost entirely heavy.

on this board, I'd say 10.

I spend 20 hours doing light exercise and 8 hours training for powerlifting, on average, per week. My job requires the 20 hours of light exercise.

My calorie requirements are pretty intense.

6 out of 10. Having good common sense about diet and exercise is most of it (read: being extremely skeptical about junk science and fad diets).

6-8 hours a week exercising. Moderate-Heavy workload. 30-45 minutes of weightlifting with 60 second breaks in between. Usually four or five lifts of 4x8, then half an hour of cardio. A little warming up, a few hard sprints, and otherwise a challenging pace.

Health in general, 5/10, diet, 7/10

3:45-4:15 (I have everything planned out, but I leave in some leeway for bad days)

~0:45-1:45 light
~0:45-1:45 medium
~0:45 heavy (HIIT mostly, weight training is tough, but most of it is just waiting for the next set of reps, so not really "heavy" exercise)

6 hours, all heavy exercise. I dont see the point in not going all out unless you're injured or sick.
