Hey /fit/
Can I have any tips on how to lose the access fat on my body? I'm a pretty active person. Often I take 2 hour walks, and I really don't eat that much food. Usually its healthy stuff too like vegetables etc.
I'm stumped on how to lose it. In b4 no girls on teh internets

also I can't run...i have slight asthma or however you spell it so it's really difficult for me. When I was about 110 pounds I couldn't even do it, and I was really thin then so it's not cause I was overweight. I was also working out beyond what was healthy so I don't think it's safe to go back to that again

If you were as active as you say you are and ate as healthily as you say you do, you wouldn't be fat in the first place.

Let's have a lesson in elementary first order logic.

IF [You are active] AND [You eat well] THEN [You will lose weight]

We know that [You are not losing weight]. Therefore, by modus tonens [You are not active] OR [You are not eating well].

Catch my drift here?

jog, no need for running, you can slow down or speed up to your liking.

start off slow to warm up(always, but i mean always have a warm up), and then do the heavier jogging if your body permits

Why the fuck do you come on this site to argue shit that couldn't possibly be true. Get this through you head. There is a science that governs over the human body.

GET MORE ACTIVE or EAT BETTER. Preferably both.

Start by calculating your basal metabolic rate (GOOGLE) and then start counting calories. Eat 500 less per day to lose a pound per week. Also, increase your activity levels and stop eating shit.

Learn about glycemic index (GOOGLE) and why the food that you eat actually matters.

Also, start eating 6 meals per day. Not 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, or 8. 6. Spread them out. Divide your daily caloric intake by six to figure out how much to eat at every given meal. Eat even if you aren't hungry. You probably aren't hungry cause your metabolism sucks and is slow as hell. The six per day will help you bring that back up.

There, you have a starting point. From there, come back and ask for specifics after doing a bit of research. However, don't come back posting saying that you tried all of this shit and it didn't work. Cause it WILL work if you stick to it.

Walking is really good for burning calories.

I wouldn't even call you chubby personally. The pictures are a bit strange so it's a bit hard to tell, but I'd fuck you and call the next day.

TIPS!
-Drink more water. It doesn't matter what the question is, this is the answer.
-If you drink soda or anything besides water, stop it. Juice is good for you, but is high cal and high carb.
-Type in BMR calculator in google. It will tell you how many calories you should eat in a day to stay your same weight. Eat about 3/4 or 4/5 of these calories. (A good calculator will factor in how active you are, not just height and weight)
-Don't necessarily eat less, eat smart. Eat a lot of baked potatoes, grilled chicken, fruit, etc. Avoid fast food (maybe once a week or so if you have to have it), avoid unnecessary things like ranch dressing, putting extra cheese on things, etc.
-Limit your fat intake, cut out sat fats and trans fats.
-Start lifting weights. Do low weight on high reps, unless you want to be a muscle chick. Muscle burns calories just by being there.

That's all I've got off the top of my head

typical retarded bitch.

we know what you're doing wrong. you refuse to acknowledge the right problem and to take the proper steps to rectify it.

you are fat because you are not eating right and/or not exercising properly. eating right just doesn't consist of what you eat but also how much and when you eat it. if you eat irregularly and in small amounts your body hoards the calories because it's in starvation mode.

as for the exercise part...yet another dumb bitch with an excuse. always with the excuses. if people without legs can exercise than so can you. get an inhaler or some shit and WORK HARD YOU LAZY SACK OF SHIT

AND MOAR RAGE

> baked potatoes

A baked potato has a higher glycemic index than fucking pop made with high-fructose corn syrup. Potatos are something to stay away from in general.

> Limit your fat intake, cut out sat fats and trans fats.

Durr hurr. All fat you ever eat is just immediately attached to the rest of the fat in your body, right? Trans fats, yeah, those can go. Saturated fats are important, just don't overdo it.

Ideally, about 20-25% of your daily caloric intake should come from fat. So stop being stupid.

A lot of your advice is good, but a lot of it is brutally retarded. I'm gonna say that the bad advice in your post cancels out the good, so in total, your post is completely worthless and doesn't increase the signal to noise ratio in this thread at all.

Yet you claim you eat healthily and are active. You are either lying, delusional or doin it wrong. It's amazing how many healthy women want to continue to lose weight according to what the media states is acceptable.

thing that most people, especially girls, do not understand, and spend considerable amounts of energy denying, is that weight loss is counter intuitive.
>I really don't eat that much food.
that's the key. You should be eating a lot, but it should be spread out throughout the day in 6-8 meals. I'm just going to spout the general stuff that works for everyone here: 40/40/20 protein/carbs/fat, 2.5-3.5k calories a day (for a girl). a 30/50/10 or whatever spread is good, it really doesn't matter too much for you. what matters is that you get enough food, and enough fats (btw, polyunsaturated fats = your friend). When you don't eat much, your body goes into 'starvation mode' and basically stores all the food you eat, usually as fat, rather than digesting the food, going 'o i really dont need this imma get more soon' and passing right through. When you eat more and spread it out, your metabolism speeds up, and what you eat goes into energy rather than storage, and you basically lose weight by living. If you call that living.

It sounds like you're active enough to be confused about a 'weight problem' because you've heard about diets and you've heard about exercise and stuff. Keep in mind that for most girls a proper diet is the key part about weight loss/gain, since a modicum of exercise is more or less unknown.

tl;dr work on your diet: eat moar, eat smarter, lose weight

I hope you're retarded and someone is typing your incoherent ramblings for you.

Because saying limit your fat intake means cut it out completely amirite?

Congratulations you fucking useless cuntwaffle. You have now been proven completely and totally wrong. You probably don't even know what GI is and why it matters. Hell, you probably don't know anything about insulin and how it works.

Please kill yourself. Your advice is worthless.

NExt time you try to cleverly respond to a post calling you out on your stupidity, take a moment to consider that you actually are a fucking brutal retard. You are incapable of responding in an intelligent manner so don't even bother.

Artist here,
You need to tighten your ass, or give more mass to your glutes. Also, try to improve your pose, you seem to be leaning backwards.

GI is glycemic index cunt bag. It's the measure of the effects of carbohydrates on blood glucose level. And if you're going to use it as an example of soda being healthier than a baked potato you are truly a massive waste of sperm.

You look fine, you should really just get some weights and firm up

OP you have a self image problem.

of course almost everyone can be more fit, but you don't really have excess fat or access fat. When the fat is folding or bulging off your body, that is excess fat.

anyway, good luck in your quest to be bone-thin as you lose your cute ass and boobs in the process. There's always implants.

It's not about eating less it's about eating right and exercising, 2hour walks are too much. Make yourself a cardiovascular exercise schedule, that means either running 30mins in the morning and 30 minutes at night or running 1hour at night or in the morning (don't go over board just do this 3 times a week, any more is just stupid).

You know, normally I'm all for misinterpreting other people's statements in ways they clearly did not intend, but this is really fucking pushing it. There is no implication that soda is healthier than a baked potato. There is an implication that a baked potato isn't healthy to begin with. Retard.
