>>99326 It sounds like you've taken a job as security, law enforcement, or best of all, a bouncer. Might I suggest these:
-Judo/Jiu Jitsu (You can do BJJ, but they're really just Judo practitioners that are too absorbed in Gracie JJ.)
-Krav Maga (very good self defense, some solid techniques for opponents weilding weapons)
-Chin Na (basically, controlling an opponent's joints and pressure points. Very useful. There are books out that teach this)
-Avoid Tae Kwon Do for offensive purposes. TKD can give your legs exercise and flexibility, but it's not very practical.
-If you can, by any means, learn escrima.
I also suggest anything that has a form. Learning forms give you a sense of your body's capabilities. But remember, do not get stuck in a pattern after you've learned shit. Striking can be effective, but only if you do it right. Same can be said of anything.
