to keep from a duplicate post, I'm going to ad to this, in hopes that maybe someone can help me get a better body.
I'm 5'8" and 180lb
I probably would be in perfect shape if I could run everyday like I use to, but my left calf muscle has nerve damage impairing my ability to get out and run everyday. I can still walk, but I try to keep it from exceeding my normal a to b as it causes a great deal of pain to limp every where all the time.
I can do about 50 push-ups strait before collapsing, but I don't seem to really work out my pecks, my arms are what kills me after all that. I haven't really found a limit to how many sit ups i can do, I tend to get sick of doing them before i burn out.
what i really want to target is my lower abs and chest muscles.
