is eating bread ok?

I buy this dempsters whole grain flax bread... got a bunch of little seeds n' bits in it. I have about 4 slices a day... a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with all natural 100% peanut peanut butter, and a breakfast sandwich with fried bell peppers, turkey bacon and spinach.

Should i be cutting back on the bread?

whole wheat bread is ok. But don't overdo it. Primary times for carb intake are in the morning and post-workout.

Your body is tough, it can handle it. Don't worry too much about this stuff unless you're a bodybuilder cutting for a competition or some shit.

well, thing is, im on a personal weight loss goal. I wanna get my BMI down below 30 by new years day, and to do that i need to drop about 30 pounds, so I'm trying to really push myself to eat correctly

You should be fine, calories and good foods are more important than nitpicking stuff unless you're a really serious professional or something.
Whole wheat is generally good for you.

Consider buying some sugar free jelly, I eat PB&Js regularly also. I think they make it for diabetics or something but you should be able to find it in normal stores. 20% of the calories, zero sugar, and honestly I can't tell the difference in taste myself.
