Hey guys. I've never been here before. I don't know how you are, but before I ask, let me say I'm not ridiculously out of shape at all. Maybe it's just an unfair perception, but apparently, this board is pretty elite about fitness? So don't shoot! I'm not fat! I'm a bit skinny actually, which leads us to the next point:

Do you know anything I could do, say, for building up my upper body, particularly chest, shoulders, biceps, which have always been weakest... with MINIMAL equipment? I'm not up for adhering to a "23-STEP PROTEIN SHAKE REGIMEN", though. Just the basics?

Put your feet up on a chair or whatever to make pushups harder.
With your dumbbells, you can lay on the floor and do floor presses and flyes.
Before people had the bright idea to use benches for pressing, they used to do chest presses while on their backs on the floor.
