Maybe /fit/ can help me. I'm a pretty big guy. 6'5, 180, no fat. I work out 3 times a week but never seem to get any bigger. Any results I DO get seem to evaporate if I miss a workout due to schedule, illness, whatever.

My stomach isn't pudgy (again, no fat) but its not toned either. Its just there.

I try to eat healthy, but do have the occasional burger on lunch break at work.

Any suggestions?
