If I wake up every day and lift weights for 30 min (mostly upper body), will there be some results? If so, how long?
I'm looking to build some muscle to fill out my body, mainly my arms and chest, because i'm too skinny. I'm 6'3 and 150 lbs. i dont want to build alot of muscle, i would like to be more toned, have a chest. My friends make fun of me for having a 'concaving chest'. any reccomendations? Anything useful would help.

yeah, you'll see results. Make sure you do exedrcises for your chest and arms- pullups, pushups, dips, bicep curls, chest fly, bench etc. Effort in=results out. Push yourself, don't bullshit. Garbage in= garbage out.

If your chest in concave in the sense that your breastbone is recessed you should see a doctor. Overgrowth of cartilege around the breastbone can cause it to bow in or out. Inward can be a big issue because it's encroaching on your internal organs.

You're not going to see dramatic results if all you care about is arms and chest. To really fill out, you're going to need a real routine including back and lower body.

Safe yes, smart no. Legs and back are some of your biggest muscles. Working them helps produce more testosterone which will help build your chest and arms.

No... It'll contribute to your overall growth hormone/test levels, so when you DO work your upper body, it'll be more beneficial.
