I'll be quick and to the point, /fit/, I want to start running on the treadmill again, really push myself on it this time with a routine and time goals, etc. When is the best time to do this routine? Before work in the morning or after work at night?If morning, should I work out first thing in the morning before eating breakfast or after eating breakfast?
