Dear /fit/

Does your tricep routine look like?

Mine:

Close grip bench
Tricep push down (cable)
1 arm push down (side on)

I come home from the gym with my triceps unsatisfied, even though i do bench/dips before hand for chest.

I'll typically have an isolated arm day, I'll just post the tricep exercises I like to do:

Close Grip Bench Press
Skullcrushers
Weighted Dips


Pushdowns, french press, not so much.

I find that the one arm overhead extensions hurt my shoulder too much.
