I was told this is the best place for advice/criticisim on working out.
so /fit/, can you help me save this when i have a schedule where i work 8 hr physical labor jobs 5 days a week then have summer courses that take up the other 2. i dont get home till around 9:40pm so any tips?

What's your goal? Stronger, get _Starting Strength_. DoggCrapp training times go fast (20 minutes for 3 oly. lifts, maybe).

better definition of muscles is what im really going for.

"Better definition" means being able to see your muscles, which means lowering the amount of fat covering them. if you're bodyfat is over 12%, you'd wanna lower it.

Other than that, do compound oly/power lifts and eat clean.
