Hey /fit/

I don't have a weight problem of any kind, but I do wish my stomach looked better than it does right now. I don't feel good about it, or about people seeing it.

What are some exercises I could do that would help tone up my stomach?

Pic related; the kind of thing I'd be aiming for. Not muscled or anything extreme, just a little tightened up and smoother.

Not really sure what qualifies as cardio. I've got one of those stationary exercise bikes in my house, though; would that be any good?

That's OK for cardio. Running is superior though.

I don't have anywhere nearby that would be suitable for running. I'd need grass or a track of some kind. I have bad knees and I've been told not to run on concrete because of it; all we have here is sidewalks.
