I'm sick and have a bit of a fever. Is it alright to work out even when you're sick or should I stop until I get better?

when you do light exercise, such as cardio it increases the blood flow in your body. the more blood flowing in your body the more white blood cells are flowing

Rest until you've passed the peak of the sickness. Definitely not with a fever, that means your body needs to use all the resources it's got to fight the infection.

I've always found that exercise is a wonderful cure for a stuffy nose, though.
