Sup mis/fit/s?

I started becoming more aware of how I eat andstarted exercising last fall and since then I have become much more in shape. I'm still fat at 253 pounds but I can run a few miles and now feel great physically.

I'm still trying (and succeeding) to lose weight, mostly for aestethical reasons.

Now my problem is since I started exercising I've often felt the urge to vomit suddenly and without warning. I have no problem conrolling it bu it gets irritating at times.

A few weeks ago I thought to myself "fuck it" and gave in. I went out to the forest and threw up which felt relieving. After this I've started doing it almost every day, before dinner I talk a walk through the forest and find a good spot to puke. It comes naturally and I've never had to use my fingers.

This results in one meal less a day for my body to absorb witout me having to go hungry and in just these 3-4 weeks I've gone down at least a pant size, probably more.

Now I need to know, how bad is this for my body?

My body seem to have wanted to throw up for at least half a year and now that I do it I feel great.

Talk to your doctor, it's not normal to do it or want to do it.

Talk to your doctor. This is bad.

It'll burn away the lining in your esophagus, rot your teeth, and it's generally embarrassing. If by, "you've had the urge", that it's just a thought, then that's an eating disorder. If it's something you feel within your body, like you get ill, then I don't know what that is but a doctor would.

Get that shit sorted out.

Are you feeling the urge from your throat/upper chest area? The fact that it's getting worse is disconcerting. If so, it could actually be a sign of esophageal cancer. See a doctor.

Otherwise, this is probably your body telling you that you don't need to eat that much in the first place. So just eat less.

But see a doctor first, srsly.
