Hello /fit/, /a/ and /jp/ user here. Could really use your help.

Here's the situation:
My upper-body is but skin and bones, but doesn't stop me from having (in my opinion) a fat ass and flabby legs.
I suffer from depression, and have little to no motivation. I am also incredibly pale, lowering the self-confidence I have below the point of trying swimming.
I have weak joints, and have been told that my wrist pains are caused by RSI, even when I have not used the computer and/or any other repetitive activities for a week or more. This makes push-ups very difficult. Walking, running and skipping are difficult for me not because of muscle pain, but because of my ankles.
I have the next month free until I have to return to uni., and am under a tight budget; the gym isn't an option.

I wish to achieve a basic level of fitness. At the moment, after cycling for ten minutes I would be panting like a priest in a playground, and sweating like one too.

I'd like to be able to go for a run when I feel like it, rather than having to worry about the head-ache and ankle pain that will inevitably follow. I'd like to be able to cycle to and from work, or take the scenic route while walking to uni. and still arrive there without BO.

Thanks in advance.

So you have a starting point. In your free time (i.e. not on the way to uni), go cycling until you're exhausted. Remember to stay hydrated (the headaches you mentioned could be an effect of not drinking enough), and to eat well (it will effect how you feel and how quickly you improve). Good luck.

Gradually improve your diet, evaluate what you eat, start limiting crap like soda and processed foods until you can finally remove them entirely.

Also, that doesn't happen overnight dammit. It's gonna take some work. So go talk to a doctor, see if you're healthy enough to do what you want to do. Then do bodyweight exercises and run.

So start doing some bodyweight squats and get started.

Doing pushups on your fists makes you look more hardcore and puts the wrist in the best possible position

although it is recommended to do it on a carpeted floor unless you like pain

you have a bike so use it set alarm clock 1.5hrs early and go for a ride every morning. Don't skip any mornings for any reason ever.
