Okay /fit/, I'm the guy who posted the genetics thread in /b/ and haven't slept in 30 hours.

Usually I go for a 3 mile jog every other morning. Should I do my job after an all-nighter?

I do, when I pull an all nighter... it's a personal preference thing

Sure, if you feel up to it.
Just don't HNNNNGGG

no, fatigue will increase risk of injury.
I never ever work out when I'm dead-tired.

Physiologically, it will shred you. If you really want to, though, go about half the distance; it should have the same effect.

OP here.

Just got done running. Thanks to humidity and an overconsumption of caffeine I was only able to make it 2 and a half miles. My calves are tighter than usual and I'm much sweatier, but the runner's high seems to have been enhanced.
