Hey /fit/, do any of you have tips on eating well, but balanced on a college campus?

My campus has a hot bar where a dinner item is usually served (maybe good maybe not), salad bar, fryer, deli, pizza.

I normally grab a sandwich from the deli with turkey or roast beef and a bottled tea or something. Occasionally I'll get something from the hot bar and a small salad.

What's your campus life like?
