If you want to put on weight do it by gaining muscle and eating carbs (there's about 2000 oatmeal threads on /fit/ every day) not by becoming a fat obese fuck.
I also started out with 65kg (and I'm 180cm as well) and now after half a year of working out I'm at 72kg. It takes a lot of patience for people with extremely fast metabolisms like ours to put on muscle, so be patient.
