Natural Yoghurt on its own is pretty gross, but the sour almost bitter taste compliments some stuff amazingly.

Put a little bit honey on it, or have it with pineapple, banana, kiwi, strawberries, almost any fruit, and it is godly. Also, google Lassi recipes, it's an asian milkshake type drink using natural yoghurt, discovered them in Thailand and they are amazing.

Also, mixing some of the sweeter cereals into it instead of using milk can be fuckwin, Kellogs Crunchy Nut in natural yoghurt is delicious.
