sup /fit/, was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for any fat loss diets or exercise plans.im 21/m about 5'8" and prob around 168 now. My body is naturally muscular so even though I'm 168 I'm probably looking at 15 - 18% bodyfat. Trying to drop it down to at highest 8%.Lowest I've ever been was around 11% following the TNT diet (from men's health). However, working over the summer turned me into a wad of dough.I've got access to a gym everyday, and am willing to follow whatever the diet necessitates. So, anyone have any recommendations on specific diets or at least any protips?pic related, thats my goal
