MA DINNER Anonymous
sup /fit/

this has been my dinner today. mostly leftovers (i haven't been to the grocery since friday :S).

- bit of boiled vegetables (green beans, carrot, small piece of potato) left from lunch, with homemade yoghurt dressing
- lean beef burger
- small cup of fresh cheese (euro version of cottage cheese, for you, USian mis/fit/s)
- 2 baked red peppers (they go GREAT with the cheese)
- water. no salt, nor bread.

i'm thinking of having a glass of skim milk with a bit of honey. i surely earned it (leg day) but maybe it's only gluttony. what do you think?

in any way.

i'm on a high-protein low-carb diet, as i'm trying to shed fat and some weight while not losing much muscle.

thought it would be obvious enough...

Fresh Cheese is not the euro version of cottage cheese and is very bad for you.

i'm three weeks into it. last measurements last week (so i was 2wk in). i had dropped just under 4kg (from 89 to 85.3) and about 1.5% bf (from 21% to 19.5%). going low sodium too, for water weight.

oh, i'm 174cm tall, btw.

explain yourself.

this is an spanish cheese known as 'queso de burgos' and its making is quite similiar to cottage cheese. afaik, it's mostly known as fresh cheese in europe. not saying that there may be some other fresh cheeses out there that are hideously fatty and bad for mee, though

Ok, britfag here. I'm doing everything in Americalol measurements since most of the info is posted that way.

3 months in:

(5'10)

starting weight 280lb
weight now 238lb
Lost around 18cm on waist and about 7% BF as far as i can determine.

I do an hour of moderate-intense cardio a day and some resistance weights before, from what i've learned it will burn through glycogen faster giving your cardio a more effective workout.

Diet is mainly the same as you, i'm on 2 meal replacement forumula's a day that are high in protein, low in carbs and calories. I pretty much max out at 1200 calories a day, weight loss seems to be around 2lb a week so im not complaining.

i'm having quite a bit more calories than you, i'm afraid. i think i'm in the upper 2000s but can't quote the exact number now.

my workout is different, also. 30-40m intense cardio, then 1h30m lifting (2 muscle groups by day) and then stretching and 10-20m cardio at a slow pace (sometimes it's just a brisk walk) that seems to alleviate soreness for me.

good luck and keep the good work.
