Is anyone familiar with the ABS diet? I'm thinking about trying the full body exercise plan and mixing up the diet they list a little. That plan mostly includes nuts berries greens beans yogurt oatmeal and lots of protien. I'll be adding lots of fish and some 12 grain bread during breakfst.

No diets work.

The only thing that works is changing your eating habits permanently or at least pseudo-permanently.

If you go on a diet, then you go off one as well, since most emphasize on fast results and are fairly intensive, once the goal is reached, you go off it. And then you're fucked.
