Hey guys, just a simple question.I recently started muay thai training, which i'm visiting two times a week(monday,thursday).I also like do to some workout at home.Question is: Should i train the day before or after i visit muay thai(doing a lot of endurance training there), or doesn't it make any difference
If you lift correctly, you'll need the next day for recovery.

the more your eat, the more you can train.
