If you're really interested, you should go to a course, or get a private instructor, because they can show you how to do the excercises well, without getting injured. That way using kettlebells will be a lot more effective(in gaining relative power, not weak but big muscles), than normal weightlifting, and it has positive effects on your joints and backbone as well.
