/fit/, I have a question for you:I've lost a lot of weight over the past few months, my stomach/belly is starting to get flat in particular. However, my chest still has a lot of fat on it, and compared to the rest of my body, the current size of my chest/nipples is very embarrassing. The fact that my nipples are puffy almost all of the time doesn't help either. Two words: man boobs. What can I do in particular to loose some of the fat in my chest? And, is there anything I can do to get rid of puffy nipples?Pic not related.(p.s., I'm male)

Puffy nipples are cause by gynocomastia (sp?). You have excess breast tissue. You can either live with it or the have SURGERY, which involves having your nipples cut off and sewn back on. My friend has horrible scars, but looks much less fat.

I told my mom I thought I had gyno and she suggests that I wrap some sort of bandage i.e chest girdle over my chest. I told her I wanted to lose weight so I can look good with my shirt off. She said " nobody would notice , I don't see why it's such a problem. "The bitch doens't even think I'll ever have sex, obviously. I got so fucking pissed. I'd rather pay for the surgery with my own money that do that shit.OP, prety to god you don't have gyno. I'm underage b& and i'm hoping it just goes away.

What if you built your pecs up?
>>101935IF you have gyno then it will just push the breast tissue out rather than getting rid of it.But there are several causes for puffy nipples. See your doctor.
http://www.losemanboobs.com/guys is the Chest Coach complete bullshit?
>>101954I have, but the one doctor, who was not my regular doctor, felt around and said that I don't have any breast tissue there. In all honesty though, I don't think she was at the top of her class in med school.
Does gyno fade with time?
