Hey fit!I've always wondered, and I hope you guys can help me out on this: Why is it that some six packs line up, but on some people, one side looks higher than the other? Is this a genetic thing that you can't do anything about, or is there a way to exercise that will give you an aligned six pack?
mostly genetic
>>335954>entirely geneticfixed

most people i know with nice looking abs can't even handle a 30# KB press on a GHDgood game you might have nice looking abs but your core strength is about as good as a 10 year old little league baseball player
>>336720>most people i know with nice looking abs can't even handle a 30# KB press on a GHDWhat does that mean?
lay on your back, on a glute-ham developer have a 30# kettlebell in your hand, lean back so you're suspended in the air by your core, then start pressingyeah, don't joke yourself it's fucking hard the first time you do it
