Alright /fit/,I've decided to do some cardio during my holidays with the intent of burning fat and building my running ability for endurance through stress for sport purposes. i.e. being able to sprint->recover whilst still running at a decent speed.I was thinking about HIIT, and 10-12 reps of 60:30s bursts, medium:high is what wikipedia recommended in a 30min workout.Is this really going to work efficiently? Will it achieve what I want?Also, should I do cardio every day? Or is it more efficient to alternate days?Thanks.
