Hey /fit/, 6'2'' 146 here. I'm working towards getting to a 165 range. I currently have 10% body fat, and I'm lifting 4 days a week, swimming 6 times a week in short, high intensity sessions for cardio and leg toning.My question is- what kind of snacks should I be eating between lunch and dinner and before bed? I'm currently having rice crackers with peanut butter. Lame, I know. Help me out!
