6'1 140 pounds 16 years old
whats the easiest way to add weight to my body, fat or mussel, trying to get at least 20 pounds

Peanut butter milkshakes, 2 eggs, and a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast.

After that, just eat 3 more good meals. Stay off of all caffeine & "energy drinks"!
Those are for fatasses needing boost their metabolism.
