i read one thing about a once per week, four week plan. i forget the link but you pick a day, start off with 16 oz. of prune juice. then one week you have a gallon of apple juice; a 10-12 oz glass every hour. the next week you start with prune, then a gallon of lemonade (juice of 2 lemons and some honey, not sugar). next week it is apple cider vinegar made per the lemonade recipe. the last week is something i forget. but it's all the same, and only one day. not sure what it would do for weight loss, but it could make you feel the effects of a healthier diet, which always feels better than overly processed/fast foods.
