Alright, /fit/, I did some research before asking this, but I want some other opinions on the subjectI recently started a more intensive exercise regime, and I've got DOMS like a motherfucker. What I need to know is, is it safe to work out with them? Right now my lats, pecs and right forearm are sore as hell--am I still good to workout with them like that?
not really. you should go and do some light sets though to help work the lactic acid out. just do legs today
