think about it in this way. so you just want to get more fit, not insane.
so your goal is 20ft away. maybe my goal is 200ft away.
i have to make big leaps to get there, lifting hard and eating hard.
you using a wifit is like shuffling your feet to get there, when you could be leaping like me and get there 5x faster.
you can stop when you feel comfortable, its just that using someones method that htey use to get somewhere 10x further than you, is going to work 10x faster than your little foofy swiss ball core abs wifit BS.
