if im prepping for comp, and truly want my lift to be my actual 1rm, i wont pull for at least 3 weeks. but when true 1rm expression d/n matter...i pull much more often, and contrary to you, at this point, DL is doing more 'good' than squats, hence the relative shift. performance went up and total fatigue went down when i got that bar off my back.
