Hey /fit/. Just posted this, but /b/ is useless.

How old were you when your body filled out? Because I'm 19 and still have the physique of a 15 year old. Should I start a high protein diet or pump iron or something? Or will that just make me look like a really fit 15 year old?

Give it time, men can continue to grow into their early 20s. I didn't hit puberty till I was like 14 or 15 and didn't start to grow until I was 16. I'm 18 now and still growing, and will probably be for a couple more years. But yeah, lift weights. what's wrong with looking like a really fit 15 year old? Better than the alternative I think.

absolutely, during puberty the body is stuffed full of growth hormones. Building muscle should be really easy at that stage in life. Some moderate weightlifting will go far.

people don't 'fill out'. You look like a 15 year old because you eat like one.
