All this cereal looks disgusting jesus

Fiber One Honey Clusters. Delicious, high in fiber, some protein (not much, like 5g, better than nothing), and 160 calories per cup. That Kashi stuff isn't bad either, but I don't think it's worth the calories.

isnt the kashi stuff only like 130 cal?

regular Kashi cereal is 140 calories per cup.

okay how it that any different than all other cereals?

regular GOLEAN Kashi does have 20 calories less than Fiber One per cup, and some more protein, but it's just not very good tasting. For the taste, Fiber One Honey Clusters is very much worth it.

i could care less for the taste,as long as its better to eat

Their Strawberry Fields cereal is good. Not too much greatness, fiber/protein wise, but still good.

Whats wrong with the Kashi Stuff? The Heart to heart cheerios shit tastes fantastic. Almost better than cheerios imo. Much healthier to boot.

Their other cereals are great too. I like the one in>>91616.. Does your cereal have to be coated in sugar for it to be good?
