Sup OP, I'm about 130lbs too and I had a run today of about a mile maybe... well more like a walk with some burst of jogging. My knees are now killing me - standing up and walking up stairs just kills.
The thing is I used to be fairly fit, and I've never has knee troubles in the past, but I think finishing uni destroyed all that. I used to ride to uni every day - 2mi, and play indoor football(soccer duh) every Monday night.
I'm gonna go back to cycling I think for a bit, I reckon it must be the impact of running that has screwed me up. uhh, sorry, this was more of a babble than a useful reply
