hey /fit/, I'm trying to start a carb cycling diet. Basically I'm eating a lot of carbs on my workout days and very little on my rest days. I did squats yesterday and ate a shitload. So far so good.

But today I'm looking in my fridge and I can't quite figure out how to make meals without carbs, short of devouring entire chickens for breakfast and lunch.

tldr: low carb, high calorie food ideas.
