fucking im so pissed off fit, ive been losing weight steadily for 5 months now (6"4 290, down to 255) but i haven't lost a fucking pound for the last month and i havent changed anything i eat well enough (some OATZ, cereal and than some chicken with veggies and some sandwiches) in addition i have protein drinks i have about 1500-2000 calories a day. Weight loss was going good but now it has suddenly come to a fucking halt and its bullshit because im giving up all those shitty foods and its not working anymore. I also jog a couple times a week if i can and am slowly getting into HIIT but im really depressed that i havent lose anything recently, what the hell am i doing wrong.

There will be months where you don't lose anything if you are losing weight. Get over it. Besides, the scale is a horrible tool to measure progress. You could be losing inches without even knowing it.

Add this to your diet:

On even days eat a bag of frozen broccoli in one sitting. On odd days eat 2 bags of broccoli/cauliflauer at separate meals. Don't be a pussy and try to add butter or cheese sauce. Just steam it or heat it up in a bowl.

take fish oil caps from GNC (25 per day).

sounds like a classic case of slowed metabolism.

Increase your caloric intake to a 2500 for a week, then proceed with 2000 calories.

It's not a bad idea to cycle calories or carbs occasionally during the week. For example, have a high carb/calorie day once a week to boost your metabolism.
