/fit/are the traps much concern? I forgot to work it.Will it improve strength for other lifts if i work it? And I don't think it adds that much aesthetic appeal. but do others?what do you say /fit/?
i think people that lift for aesthetics are bad people.
traps, aesthetically in my opinion, improve how you look with a shirt on more so than almost any other body part other than your shoulders.it helps stabilize lifts for your back and some shoulder exercises.
