Hey /fit/,
I am a 19yo dude who is 6'0", 233 lb.s and feels like shit. Now, granted, two weeks ago I was eight pounds more. I kept myself to 2,000 calories/day and have been doing 30min cardio and 30min weight lifting daily. The only thing is that I still feel tired all the time, and don't feel like I have much stamina. I keep myself through a half hour of the treadmill, but it doesn't feel like I am getting used to it. My diet consists largely of juices, oat protein bars, and small meals, and rarely goes over 2,000 calories. Any tips, fit?

If you're doing any significant amount of work, yeah, those would exhaust you.

Look up HIIT. That fatigue you feel may actually be boredom from running at the same pace all the time. And try alternating days, lift on one, run the next, and so on. Be sure you're breaking a sweat during weight lifting because I've seen plenty of guys just half-assing their way through it.
