Hey /fit/, I'm like 6 ft 2 inches tall and weigh like 170 pounds. So I'm feeling like a total fatass and want to lose some weight, but I'm not sure what might be good try eating.

What does /fit/ suggest eating while on a diet?

Well I'm already doing squats and crunches every couple days, and even tried out walking for 30 minutes yesterday. So I've pretty maxed out what I can do exercising.

6'4" here at 180lbs. You are not overweight or obese so you must be doing something right. You may feel the need to shape up a little though.

A few things will help:
CONFIDENCE
GOALS
WILL POWER (STOP WHINING)
Exercise in the morning (may I suggest crunches to get rid of the minor belly fat)
Sleep
Time
lower your calorie intake to around 1500 (you'll live longer)
and my favorite diet meal
Whole Wheat, smart balance peanut butter and banana sandwich.
DON"T DRINK SODAS (except maybe on those rare occasions when eating out. The fewer times you drink them, the better tasting they are)
If over 21, lay off the alcohol. If under 21, lay off the alcohol.

Well I usually walk around an area with a fairly steep incline, so it gets me a bit worked up and sweat a bit which messes with my hair enough that I have trouble carrying on with my normal routine for the day.
