Oh my bad I totally skipped that part. I used to only work out on a machine similar to the one in that picture. Ill tell you what I did.
Chest Bench Press Triceps Pull downs (on the long pulley bar) Legs The little thing on the bottom, lift them with your legs. Biceps unhook the bar from the pull down pulley and attach it to the leg thing and pull it. Fuck im sorry I dont know the proper names for the exercises on them I hope that helped. I doubt it did.
