Okay I'm 250lbs and i'm 6'1''My strength is decent but my stamina sucks.I get tired quick and im pretty chubby but my height makes up for it.I'm jw what kind of work outs should I start out with and fyi i have 2 20lbs weights.I could do like 10 push ups and maybe 30 crunches.What kind of goals should i set and how should i start working out?Note: I also have asthma so should i use the pump before or durring i work out?pic unrelated
