Diet advice Peanut Butter !JkT8q4gSdA
I see a lot of idiots (no offense) on /fit/ who have no idea how to begin eating sensibly. Some advice:

1) DON'T live off of any one food. You will end up deficient and possibly make yourself seriously ill or even die.
2) DON'T eat much processed food. Sausages, white bread, fruit in syrup, canned vegetables, spam, etc. are all out. Find your local greengrocer, fishmonger, etc. and you'll find the food is cheaper than you thought.
3) DON'T eat too little. This will result in your body storing too much fat as soon as you instinctually gorge as your body thinks you are starving (which you are).
4) DO eat LEAN meat. Veggies can choose to eat eggs/milk instead, but there are a lot of great nutrients (protein, iron, B12, etc) which are found in very large quantities in meat. CUT OFF THE EXCESS FAT first of all and then GRILL it. Modern farm animals are a far cry from the lean beasts men hunted until a few thousand years ago. Also eat free range or organic meat if you can afford it to avoid overdosing on chemicals.
Also, EAT FUCKING NUTS, PEAS AND BEANS (without tomato sauce, fool). They have protein and are good for you.

Did I miss anything?

It's pretty simple really. Before you put something into your mouth, ask yourself, "Am this something that I consider a healthy food?" If it isn't, and is in fact a Cheeto, a PIG DISGUSTING pizza, hamburger, handful of fries or other assorted bullshit then don't eat it.

nothing is really bad for you, as long as you dont eat it too much
whats up with this stupid fat-phobia, don't run from fat, just dont eat too much of it... that means eat it (good energy) but be sure to burn it aswell (run, run and run a little more)
