hi /fit/, I'm starting a workout routine and while I feel lactic acid buildup in most muscles that I work (both right after and then after the workout as well), I never feel it in my chest after any kind of upper or lower pec exercise. Does this mean I'm doing it wrong? This is true for pretty much any exercise I do, be it push-ups or machines
My pecs never really feel anything either
this was going through my mind today too
i tend to feel pec exercises more in the shoulders and arm.
