Land on the whole foot when you return to the squat. You'll have a severe slouch in your lumbar spine, but since you're not using any additional loading in the jump squat portion of the burpee, you don't need to sweat it. Landing on the forefoot there really fucks you up. Also, keep your body in the hollow position during the push-up phase.
