I'm 5'4", about 155 pounds, and 12% bodyfat rounded up. I have 3.5 months to get into super sexy state for when I travel overseas.

What sort of weight should I aim to bulk up to, and how long would I need to cut to be lean enough to be all abtastic and shizzle for that time scale?

Can I cheat and just do the 5X5 stronglifts shizzle until I want to cut?

Not ripped, big tri's, strong back, bit chest. My upper legs are quite big but yeah; generally I'm only pushing my own weight at the moment
