op, to increase reps, u gotta lower rest time between sets, and increase the number of sets. also, in between sets, you should try doing jumping jacks, leg raises, mountain climbers etc. to increase your work capacity. and, like the previous anons have mentioned, you should diversify your pushups. instead of 5 sets of standard do 1 set of each variation
example of a workout: 20 standard 20 jumping jacks 20 wide arm 20 crunches 20 diamonds 20 squat jumps 20 dive bombers 20 mountain climbers 20 decline
it worked for me.
