I need a good way to get in a good /fit/ shape. I'm running a mile with combat boots and 10lb ankle weights. I'm 5'5 and weigh 175lbs.Pic is related.

You deserve 1 Internets.Running is my major drawback. And I've been jumped by gangs that caught me unarmed, while they have 3 9mm. Not fun >.<
Hey, not so fast. If it's the momentum of the weights that's moving your legs you're going to ruin your joints. lower the weight and try to control every movement of the leg while running.
Or wear a weighted pack instead...
