>Meditate. I sort of do that with the relaxation mp3 I have. Actually, it's closer to hypnotism, but the purpose and message are the same. 30 minutes of a guy telling this really REALLY boring and confusing story that works really well. It's like 50% of the time it works for me.
>Lay off the drugs, caffeine in large doses makes you tired. Um, no. Caffine in high doses makes me awake. If it made me tired, problem solved.
