I'm fat, /fit/. I need help losing weight. I weigh 230 pounds. I no longer drink sodas and drink tons of water. I'm trying to only eat two meals a day. What are some good diets and exercise plans? I'm aiming to lose 50 pounds total (I know it'll take a while).

Eat 4-5-6 meals a day, just make them smaller and evenly spaced. Big meals slow your metabolism down and other shit. Do some cardio.

Whole-grain (make sure 100%) wheats, a ton of vegetables/fruits, preferably fresh. Fish, lean meat, chicken etc.No more Burger King, either.

>>71099I'd imagine it would cost a lot of money and leave you hungry still. Not worth it, just lower your calorie intake by 500 or so, try to eat 5 meals a day, and do 30-60 minutes of cardio.
The V-diet works, but you have to be extremely exact about it and pretty much have no life for a month. I don't recommend it, but it's an option.
