Burpees. Don't need a lot of space, will kick your ass.
Burpees Great for developing quickness and agility. Starting from a standing position, squat down with your hands on the ground in front of you and fling your legs backward into the lowered push-up position. (opt. 1 pushup), Return to squat, Jump back up to your feet, then leap into the air.
Repeat for as long as you can. It can even be done in your dormroom.
