I recommend several things: Eat your meals in several portions throughout the day. Have breakfast, a snack two hours afterwards, a lunch, another snack an hour or two before dinner, a light dinner, and a piece of fruit an hour later. Make sure that you don't eat for another 12 hours after your dinner until breakfast. Let your food digest completely. Drink water. It's a must. Avoid coffee, tea, booze, juices, soda, etc. Water is your best friend. Drink at least 8-9 glasses everyday. Do some moderate exercise and use whatever opportunity to use your legs. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. Walk more often. Trust me, if you STICK to a steady diet and some moderate exercise the pounds WILL come off.
