Hi /fit/ .
I'm going to meet a guy that I havent seen in a few years and we both decided to drop a few pounds and get in shape since we last met...I know this thread is close to the other one and creepily enough I am a 20 yr old college student but I only weigh 140lbs and I am 5'2 (a little chubby on the waist, but my proportions are there), I am trying to get down to my BMI goal weight of 125-130 lbs, how should I diet? I have been eating soup for lunch everyday and cups of sugar-free yoghurt once in a while with vegetables and fruit in between and the odd egg every other day (although I don't usually eat breakfast). Any tips or advice to loose more weight? (I went for a jog the other day but found that my stamina has gone down the drain since I started smoking :(, trying to quit that also!)

Hah. Good luck losing weight healthily without eating the most important meal of the day.

Having breakfast kick-starts your metabolism for the rest of the day. Enjoy having about 4-5 more hours of your life go by without your metabolism raised because you can't be arsed to eat a bowl of oatmeal.
