so /fit/ i was wondering if you could review this and see if there are any flaws?

i've been losing getting thinner, but i've stayed the same weight, so could you help me real quick?

wake up: eat oatmeal (cream of wheat)/ whole wheat bread/ smoothie/ banana

inbetween breakfast and lunch: water

brunch: celery/ grapes/ apple/ water

lunch: salad

about 3: water/ yogurt

about 5: carrot and celary

your snacks need protein. through some nuts or seeds, or prepare in advance some meat/poultry/fish that you can eat A LITTLE of. or if you really need portable there's some nice nut butters out there, they go good with an apple.

VARY your protein sources too.

YOu must be starving for fish by the time afternoon comes. Or a freak.
