The hell guys, I used to be 240, but now I'm at 245. I've still been exercising and such.

>>480728I alternate cardio and weights everyday. I don't eat like a sumo wrestler. I stopped the soda, junk food, and fast food everyday. I may eat something like chinese food occassionally, but not everyday.
What should I do guys
are you eating properly? healthy foods that digest well and eating so your metabolism is running consistantly?
don't be surprised if your weight tends to shift up and down. As long as the overall trend is downwards(if that's your goal), then you're fine. This happens.
