Any of you guys try a vitamin B complex for anxiety? I have mild anxiety from time to time...used to get infrequent panic attacks years ago, but those stopped thankfully. Every day I take a vitamin B complex with my multi-vitamin and breakfast, and I notice the calming affect it has on my mood. It might be placebo, maybe not though, I've done some research on vitamin B and it appears doctors across the world prescribe it for anxiety depression.
