hey /fit/ i have a question for you

i was just working out and i noticed that im way to big (for how i wanna be fit at least)

i weight about 240ibs im 5'10" 16 years old

i weightlifted for 2 years then tried losing weight instead of gaining muscle mass so i rode my bike 8 - 10 miles a day or i walked 2 miles a day.

now that's all too easy so for the past 3 months i've been doing p90x but it seems as if i haven't lost any weight it's somewhat like when i was weightlifting i just keep getting stronger but i want the fat off first

so /fit/ i need a question answered even though i've been a health fanatic idk whats better

should i just run / walk 2 miles a day + a shitload of cardio or should i simply keep doing p90x

i mean i wanna get down to 200ibs and nothing seems to be working

i don't think its your workout thats the problem but maybe your diet. could you list the things you eat if possible?
