Hey, /fit/Will missing gym for 6 days (3 workouts) have any serious detrimental effects on my progress? I'm planning to finish an otherwise strict bulk/cut cycle by september. Additionally, in those 6 days i would have to ditch my magnificent clean high calorie diet and eat junk food if i don't want to go hungry every 3 hours.pic unrelated
Take those as rest days and let your muscles heal. You'll be stronger when you start again.Oh and the junk food; try to avoid it. Pick some berries. :P
