if i were you, i'd try breaking it up into muscle groups per day instead of trying to do everything at once, that way you get a more intense, focused workout of your body bits.
arms one day legs the next chest some other day back yadadada shoulders etc
play with how much, how often till you find something comfortable.
and, honestly, i have a "home gym" (i.e. two dumbels, hella plates and a bench) and i have not had a problem keeping up. gyms are just socially awkward, overcrowded and expensive places that are a pain in the ass to get to. you dont rly need that much equipment to get fit, just consistency and the occasional shuffling of exercises and the convenience of having it at home is priceless.
