/fit/, I have a problem.
I know how good eggs are for me, but I absolutly hate the taste/feel of them in my mouth, Is there anything I can do to make them taste better. I usually cook them sunny side up.

Scramble them with some feta cheese and a bit of tomato paste.

blend them with grape juice

Did you post in the wrong thread or something?

Scramble with tobasco and diced veggies (tomato, peppers, onion.) It's delicious and it'll kick your ass.

real athletes chug them down raw

Not that poster, but if you blend raw eggs with grape juice you'll be able to just gulp them down in a few seconds, wont have to really taste or eat them.

Grape juice will mask the flavor a bit, will be a little oily, but whatever, chug it.

turn them over and cook both sides.

omelettes.

eat with bread to mask the consistancy.

I'm the poster who introduced the idea. Buddy of mine did it when he was playing college ball. Worked for him, but he was kind of a nut when it came to training.

If you're going to eat raw eggs in the US, you'd be well advised to get pasteurized eggs.

Does anyone have figures on salmonella contamination in the US? I thought most cases came from that rancid queso fresco shit you get in the barrio.

You're thinking listeria, that's from the fresh cheese. Less than 1 in 10000 eggs has active Salmonella, but given that pasteurized eggs cost basically the same, why take the risk?

Wait guys, eggs are healthy? I thought you could only have 1 per week since they're high in cholesterol?

Thanks for the heads up, Anon.

The cholesterol in eggs contributes mostly to hdl cholesterol. Also as long as you exercise, and take in a good amount of fiber you wont have anything to worry about.

cover that shit with turmeric and cayenne. or any other slightly strong powder spices laying unused in your cupboards. do it while it's still moist, before it solidifies in the heat, it will adhere.

that's what spices are for, flavor without calories.
