Checking around, I've seen a few people saying how much they've lost.. For example,

I checked my weight about 4 or 5 days ago, and it came out as 85kg (~190lb). Since then, I've done a couple of weights sessions and some HIIT, and cut most of the crap out of my diet. I just checked it out again, and it was 79kg. So, is 6kg (13lb) in 5 days good/possible, or is my scale fucked up?

It's really not possible to loose 13 pounds in 5 days unless you haven't eaten and only drank enough to live. It's either your scale or you having your clothes on and not doing it when you first wake up with no clothes on. Or both.
