As I've learned from lurking moar, you want "whole grain bread", not multigrain or whole wheat, which are typically processed grains with molasses added to make it look brown.
Also what kind of lettuce is in your salads? If it's iceberg lettuce you're getting pretty much no nutrition out of it. Switch to mixed greens/spinach/romaine etc. something that is dark green.
Also I suggest a low sodium marinade for your chicken (lemon, etc.) so you don't get so bored you want to kill yourself in a month.
