What is the best way to gain some extra muscle mass in my arms/torso? It's getting summer and I don't want to be walking around with my tinny arms =-)

Just do a fuckload of Curls and shit, and eat like a fucking horse! You must eat over your consumption if you wanna grow! do atleast 3500kcal/Day! And by this i mean NO fats, no excess carbs, just a fuckload of protein!

You won't get big arms by just curling and working your arms alone.

You have to work your entire body.

Also, it IS IMPORTANT to eat much. you wont grow anything without eating.

Eat a lot. Overeat protein, undereat carbs (when dieting). Work out with basic tricep and bicep exercises, but for an overall boost in your arms and extra testosterone, do compound exercises like rows and bench presses. Dips are amazing too.
