Hey /fit/
I know this is weird, but I lose weight when I drink milk on a regular basis. I'm not lactose intolerant or anything like that. Same goes for when I drink soda. This is totally contrary to everything I've ever been taught. Does anyone have an explanation for this? Is it some kind of medical condition? It's always whole milk, I don't drink skim, 1% or 2%. As for the soda I drink about one or two cans a day depending on how long I'm away from home.

tl;dr: Whole milk on a regular basis makes me lose weight. Soda also makes me lose weight. wtf?

Only explanation i have is dehydration. You might seem lighter, but really you're just dehydrated.
