I'm 18 right now and 135 pounds. 5'8".I eat around 3500 calories a day to stay at this weight. Counting shakes. Really thin guy naturally.When i reach my early 20's will I be able to put on more mass with this same ammount of food? Because I know people who are 150-170 pounds and eat 3500-4000 a day.
