I am a 280lbs, 18 year old male. This summer I am going to attempt 3 hours of cycling 5 days a week, consuming nothing but water and small handfuls of lunch meat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I want to lose at least 50lbs before summer ends.

I know very little about weight loss, obviously. Tell me /fit/, Is this possible in any way, or just fucking stupid?

Eat healthy food, about 350 calories a meal, 5 times a day. Walk for an hour a day, for a month, then start jogging, for a month or 2, then try HIIT.

Welcome, a lot of the stuff in the book can be skimmed over, but it has a lot of useful information on not only doing it but keeping motivated and happy with progress.

Better to bike at 280 than to jog. Jogging will fuck your joints.
