It was recommended that I take vitamins and antioxidants and shit like that to build muscle. Currently I take a vitamin in the morning and haven't really bought into the antioxidant stuff yet. Since I take the vitamin in the morning, i feel like most of it is gone beacause I'm pissing clear by noon.Since most multivitamins have insane % based on daily value (sometims in the thousands of %) would it be better to take a half of the pill in the morning and the rest at night or something?
What the fuck? Anti-Oxidants? Aren't those in the vitamins too? I figured that's why they tell you to take them after a workout.

vitamins don't help that much. vitamins and minerals and such are really just chemical ingredients needed for your body to process food and oxygen. you are probably good-to-go with just one multivitamin a day.

There is no direct link to cancer, but if you take supplements while eating healthy you're getting to much, especially of the things you don't need much of in the first place.
