3 eggs, 3 slices of bacon, 2 pieces of ham, some toast, a glass of natural orange juice, a banana and a glass of milk.

Is this a good start for breakfast? Going walking/running in 30 minutes for an hour as well. Anything I should leave out of the food? maybe cut down on the toast and bacon?

13 bananas, no bacon, 1/3rd of an egg, mix the oj and milk together....one half piece of toast, then one half of a different piece of toast (save the extra halves for tomorrow) and 99 piece of ham, but they need to be very small pieces.

wait I take that back...maybe the toast is a bit excessive...it's not all that good for you anyways.. I'd stick with 2. Sorry about that.

its a tad too much, roughly 1/3 of your daily calorie intake should be breakfest.
3 eggs alone are close to 600 calories, if you add in the rest its way more than the 1000 a breakfest should be

Dude, no way 3 eggs is 600 calories. A large egg is atmost 100 calories, the average is prolly more like 80.

1 large egg = 75 calories

3 x 75 = 225 calories.

Fail less.

Even if you ate extra large eggs you wouldn't come close to 600 calories.
