The point where exercise is fun is still a good distance away. I've made numerous attempts at weight loss over the last year (jogging, DDR, treadmill, biking) but nothing has stuck. Obviously I'm the average exercise failure. I've got this thing with sweat. I can't stand things being stuck to my body. If I could exercise naked and shave my head, I'd be on easy street. Unfortunately, I still live at home (student). Eventually this problem I have with sweat will go away and I'll enjoy the euphoria of exercise (I HAVE felt it while jogging before, and it's divine).
I'm more interested in what the fat -> healthy people have to say. What were the first few months like? How did you deal with it?
