Is tanning the best way to make stretch marks less visible?

Also, if losing weight is primare objective, will creatine and a protein shake help much? I still want to build muscle.

Not creatine. keep up the protein intake. You cannot efficiently build muscle at the same time as losing fat. keep weight training while you cut though, or you may lose the muscle that you have currently.

I always thought you could do both effectively.

I speak French and German, and German for thanks is danke, no accent lol. Danké would have to be... some past participle of danker? lolwat

Plus, if theyre only around your arms and chest, then just build muscle and it'll look like the muscle caused em. Plenty of lifters have them cause they muscle is so large. If they're around your stomach you're sorta SOL, but then again, it's just like a trophy of your accomplishment.

Just diff ways to look at it.

I have them on stomach, arms and chest.

The ones on my stomach came last, and was cause of how fast i put on weight. I'm not even that much overweight, shit just happened real fast.
