i doubt you eat enough, don't compare yourself to people you know- they are losers forever stuck in two places:
fat girls who seesaw from diet, starvation, binging skinny/fat fags who will always remain this way
the first thing will be for you to have a decent breakfast, then 2 hours after to eat again, then to have a huge lunch.
for me the hardest thing was to basically force myself to eat 6 eggs, a shitload of cheese, milk and bread shortly after i wake up. its not about "luls i can eat 5 quarterpounders at once" its about eating consistently, and eating every day like its your last.
now you might be asking yourself- hay guy, why do i have to go to such extremes? all these fit fags i see eat like crap and still look good.
well 1: you dont have the genetics to do that 2: instead of spending your days working out and playing sports, you are indoors on your computer and guitar.
thats fine, but understand you are different, and people who's physique you may admire have a good 10 years on you.
shakes are shit, and should only be used after your diet is in order.
write down what you eat for a week, every single thing. then come back here so we can assess if you have aids, or just a shit diet.
