If I eat my bodyweight in protein a day 205 grams, how much sugar should I allow myself? How bad is sugar?

I probably have like 60 grams of sugar a day from the milk in the protein shakes (post, pre workout), a Boost protein shake in the middle of the night and sometimes some V8 light fruit juice

Will I get the 'beetus if I keep this up? Does being big and lifting a lot make lots of sugar okay? Will it hurt gains?

You don't need 205 grams of protein...even to gain weight...The best way I've heard is to take your body fat percentage and subtract it from your weight and then eat that many grams of protein.

Ex:

I'm about 150 and have about 9% body fat.

150*.08= 12 pounds of fat

150-12= 138

I should eat 138 grams of protein if I want to see good gains.
