Move to someplace hot, humid, and tropical. Take off your shoes. Start walking. Don't stop. Eat a handful of rice a day, supplemented with a few leaves and bugs. Maybe a little water. Sporadically subject yourself to various military exercises, like pushups, burpees, prisoner squats, etc. Keep walking until you die, or lose the weight.
