white rice?

chewing is the first step of digestion. as it pass through the stomach and G.I. tract, various enzymes are released at different stages to help digest different things. but you gotta chew, not just swallow whole. especially things like whole grain rice, it still has the outer bran layer, or for another example seeds, that's too tough for the enzymes to break down.
but most people are eating white rice (sadly). are you having this problem with white rice? that already has the outer layer removed. if that's the case, then you've got some digestion problem. enzymes missing or something. i'm not sure. check that out, you're not absorbing any of the nutrients if that's the case. (well whatever little is left in white rice).
what foods are you usually eating?
