Do I really need more food? This is what I've eaten today, breakfast was eggs and cheese when I first woke up, snack was toast with jelly, lunch was the last 4.

6' 280 trying to lose fat.

I got on the exercise machine doing leg extensions, butterfly presses, lat pull downs, and chest presses, then walked 2 miles in 40 minutes, and felt fucking great. Treadmill said I burned 340 calories. Then I got in the shower and started feeling like I was gonna pass out, so I cooked lunch and ate. I wasn't feeling hungry but after I ate I started feeling great again. Obviously I didn't eat enough before then and I'll be eating more in the morning from now on...

For the rest of the day I'll have a snack, probably banana, in a hour or so, then a light dinner...that won't put me anywhere near my recommended 2200 cals a day.

Is this a big deal? I feel like I'm eating enough, I'm trying to lose weight not bulk yet. I'll add more to breakfast or the first snack so I don't get lightheaded again but how much more do I need?

"Fresh" produce this time of the year isn't fresh. It never looks good and I'd rather have frozen. Plus it doesn't last long enough in the fridge.

I started using that site since yesterday and although it's nice to have something track your shit, it's kind of complicated. Many of the foods I eat isn't trackable in their search so I find myself guessing the calorie intake. That sucks. I just estimate (I just put more than I think because it's best to be safe rather than sorry). I'm recommended to have 2.1k calories and I took in about 1500 calories yesterday. Is this too few? It's to lose 2lbs a week.

Get like 1k more calories.

At the bare minimum, try for 1500 a day. If you're lifting weights and only eating essentially one meal (500 calories) a day, it's only going to have negative side effects. Especially if you're also doing cardio. Aim for something like 50% carbohydrates 30% protein and 20% fat and 1,500-1,800 calories a day.

OP here, I'll shoot for more than 1500 then.
