Hey /fit/, Femanon here.

I'm 5'4 and 113 lbs. I've lost about 30 lbs in the past few years.

I eat healthy, 1000-1200 calories a day. I have a protein shake once a day, and try to eat as little fat as possible.

I try to work out as often as I can, which includes:

30 min. running on the treadmill
Boxing twice a week
An hour of cardio three times a week
Personal training sessions 1-2 times a week
Resistance training/toning 1-2 times a week

So, my question is: what does anon think I should focus on? I have a lot of loose skin on the stomach and that's my biggest problem, but I don't know if the skin will ever tighten up completely.

eating every 2 hours is going to sky rocket your metabolism. So keep it up if you want to keep loosing wait but, cut it down to 4 hours if you want my opinion. Also, what is it you are eating? 5'4 113lbs isnt bad at all and I must say you do have a nice body

But, areas to improve on would have to be abs (imma abs guy, love a girl with a tight stomach)

i'm surprised you even still get your period.

you need to eat more and do some weight training, SQUATZ so you actually get some curves on your body. and do it HEAVY. no 3lb dumb bells.

OP here.
I eat lots of fruit and protein (chicken), but not as many vegetables as I'd like. I drink water and green tea (no soda). Also, I eat low-sodium soup and small baked potatoes. As for snacks, I eat almonds, shredded mini-wheats, hard-boiled eggs, and protein bars.

It feels like I'm eating a lot, but I'll up my intake to 1700 cals a day. Is that better?

Yes. I'm not entirely sure if thats still enough, but a hell of a lot better than what you're eating now. Of course, don't suddenly take it up. Try to take it up by 100 calories every three-four days, otherwise you may gain some weight.

Your thighs touch together when you stand. You need to work on losing that fat. Eat six meals of 150 calories per day and do about 300 calories worth of cardio.

Should see results in about a month.

ex-anorexic here. Eat more unsaturated fats. You need them for nutrient absorption. Up your protien intake. Lift weights.

I was once in your shoes, and if you don't make changes now and start pumping iron to get your muscle back pretty soon your body fat percentage will be ridiculous.

You'll look ten times better when you have more muscle than fat, trust me.

Dear OP,
Here are a couple of suggestions:

- As many others have already stated, increase your total calorie consumption depending on your goals.
- Ideally, you should consume an equal ratio of protein to body weight.
- Fat is your friend! Just make sure you avoid an abundance of saturated fat, and try to get more poly/monosaturated fats. You can get these from fish, fish oil capsules, natural peanut butter etc.
- Take a good daily multivitamin. Especially since you're already eating such few calories a day.
- I think you should think about adding some muscle to your frame. Others have said abs, and I agree since I'm an abs man myself. But also think about adding mass to the ass and thighs. Also, I would recommend working out your back, since it's one of the most commonly neglected body parts.

Lift a few weights and engage in anaerobic exercise to improve your posture, especially around the shoulders. Improve your muscle tone.

OP here again

Thanks to all the anons who offered good advice. I'm upping my calorie intake, and I got a personal trainer to strictly help build muscle and tone my abs/hips. Thanks, anons.

You might want to work on the mental side of things too. If a well-proportioned female such as you looks in the mirror and is revolted enough to say "ick" about yourself, you might not be happy regardless of what you do.

you look fine to me in this picture. nothing to be embarassed about when you take your shirt off, but if you want to buy some sexier underwear i wouldnt say no. Try something with lace or a thong lol. Just not a sports bra and green panties

Also you can get more curves and keep/build muscle tone. So dont be afraid to gain a little weight if you keep working out, as long as you dont gain to much you should stay toned.
