>>307306
When one is short and one is tall.

5'6 - 6'1 = normal
6'2 and beyond = tall

5' 6" - 6' 1" is normal?

5' 6" - 5' 10" is normal.

depend on where you live. To be consider short you must be 1 standard deviation from the mean. So find the mean height of where you live and find what one standard deviation is and there you go. If you go by the world standard average height is around 5'10 so as long as you are taller then 5'7 and shorter then 6'1 you are normal.

I guess I meant the U.S. and Europe. Mean height here is probably 5'10, right?

I'm 5'7 and I got called tall by a bunch of girls for the first time in my life. I felt like a fucking king, it was amazing

I'm 6'1" and I see myself as a little short. I guess I just know a lot of tall people.

It is around 5 10.5 and the standard deviation is 2.5 inches so as long as you are around 5'8 you aren't consider short. There are also other factor to consider as well. The average height of rural and urban are different and social standards are different as well. What i mean is you may not be short as a normal person but you might be short to be consider an athlete or a model ect.

I see what you mean. I'm 5'9 right now, and I just find it incredibly hard to place my height sometimes. I mean, people seem to vary so much.

I'm 5' 8" and around friends I usually feel short since I have a lot of tall friends but when I go visit family in South America I feel fucking tall so it depends on where you live. It varies even from city to city.

I'm 5'7". Short.

5'9" and above is what most people consider normal.
>> Dr. Baron von Evilsatan
When you are outside of 2 or 3 inches or 6 cm of the mean height for your country. In the US this means 5'6 or less is short and 6' is tall. In China 5'2 is short and 5'8 is monstrous.

I'm 6'3 at least, and when I went to China it was hilarious. Everyone else was barely up to my shoulder.

i feel normal at 6'1, but i have alot of friends around my same height

What i've discovered is that below 5'9 is generally considered short. I know 5'10.5 is the mean height, but for some reason anyone below 5'9 seems short. I'm about 67.5 inches and know for a fact that i'm short. as for tall, id say to be considered tallish, 5'11.5 would do it. above 6'2 is what i'd say cut off for distinctively tall.

Celebheights eh?!
FUCK YEAH I DO THIS TOO!!!!

I'd say in Europe and the US, below 5'8 is short, 5'8-5'10 is average, 5'11-6'3 is tall, 6'4+ is very tall.

I'm about 6'2½ and went to South Korea for 2 weeks a year ago and I felt like a giant.

In America, the average height of a 25 year old male is 5'9

If you're within 2 inches of that either way, you're normal.
>> Anonymous
there's a difference between being short and being small, to those whining about their height (or lack thereof).
