Sup /fit/izens. I have a cold right now. I decided to do my workout today anyway since it's not that bad, just a bit of a runny nose. Is this okay? If I'm not feeling any worse tomorrow, should I take the day off to rest or is it okay to continue on with my workout schedule (I do HIIT on Thursdays)?

l2read. I said that I did my regular workout today even with the cold. I'm asking if this would have any negative side-effects, i.e. make shit worse. I'm not bawwwwing about it. Fucking faggot.

I forgot where I got this from, but cardio or excercsing in general tends to lower your resistance to colds and illness, and this could possible makee it worser, what i think OP, just do it till you think its really bad.

I have a cold and just went to my MMA class and actually had relief from my symptoms while there. The warm moist air and sweating did some good methinks. Make sure you are overly hydrated though
