Were all Anon here so I figure I can ask you guys this with relative ease (After all this is Health and Fitness). I do want to eat healthy but my mind just craves all the junk food. Its not like I over eat or anything, its just that the stuff I do eat is crap. I was a borderline diabetic before and I want this to stop.

Tl;dr: I gotta get eating right. Can you guys offer some tips?

Pic unrelated but a cool wall nonetheless.

Don't be such a fucking pussy. You're telling yourself to eat junk food. Start forcing yourself to eat healthy, and then remind yourself how much you love this shit, and how much you hate junk food. Eventually your primitive insect brain will start to believe what your frontal lobe tells it to like.

Different anon here, I also used to be a junk food afficianado. It's true, once you start eating vegetables and fruits and giving up junk, your sense of taste becomes much more highly calibrated. It's like a whole new world opens up, with more flavors and textures that you wouldn't have known existed before.

he's right and wrong
I am a huge fat guy who has started exercising and eating healthy and at first its really hard. I never realized how many adds for DESERTS were on tv before dieting. They show easily 5 desert adds in 2 hours.

so stop watching tv. The ads make you crave the food.
Also, the less you give in to it on so called "cheat days" the less you crave it. All cheat days do is make the desire to eat it still there. You got to know you don't want it and never eat it.
