Stationary bikes?
How effective are they for losing weight?
Good investment?
Currently: 116 pounds at 5'1.

Only if you use them.

How would a stationary bike compare to a cross trainer? I would have thought the cross trainer to be more effective.

I will be doing HIIT if it matters

How about you just fucking run? A pair of nikes is a lot fucking cheaper. Also, squatz.

I'm not asking about diet plans...

Just want to know if this piece of machinery is a good investment or not.

I have this exact one being piled by dust day after day in my garage. It's cheap and shitty, but as it does the job it claims, I guess it'll work to some end.

Just buy a real bike instead.

Is there any difference between a real bike and a stationary one?
I can't stay outside for long periods of time, due to some medication I'm taking.
