Someone posted what they had been eating for breakfast in the past week yesterday. It all looks good, so I'm thinking of getting the food he said. Is it good?

Sunday: Kashi GOLEAN Truly Vanilla Oatmeal, half a cup of Egg Beaters with Yolk, two slices of Nature's Own Light Bread toasted - 12g of fiber, 26g of protein
Monday: Cinnamin Raisin English Muffin, fat free cream cheese, Fiber One original with half a cup of skim milk - 29g of fiber, 12g of protein
Tuesday: Kashi GOLEAN Blueberry waffles with sugar free syrup, Special K Protein Plus with half a cup of skim milk - 11g of fiber, 22g of protein
Wednesday: Boca Breakfast Wrap, Light English Muffin (the one with 8g of fiber), fat free strawberry cream cheese - 14g of fiber, 23g of protein
Thursday: Kashi GOLEAN Truly Vanilla Oatmeal, Fiber One Honey Clusters with half a cup of skim milk - 21g of fiber, 16g of protein
Friday: Kashi GOLEAN Original with half a cup of skim milk, Cinnamin Raisin English Muffin, fat free cream cheese - 11g of fiber, 21g of protein
Saturday: Kashi GOLEAN Truly Vanilla Oatmeal, Kashi GOLEAN Crunch! with half a cup of skim milk - 15g of fiber, 22g of protein

Apparently, the highest calories was on Saturday, with 380, and Sunday was the lowest, with 310.

I guess so. I've seen it, has 30 calories per two tablespoons. Honestly, I don't taste a difference.

Kashi is a fucking amazing brand. Their Truly Vanilla flavor has 9g of protein, 7g of fiber per pack, and 150 calories per pack. This is versus the old fashion Quaker Oats, which has 5g of protein and 4g of fiber (both servings have are 40g and 150 calories). I dunno man, which seems more worth it?

It tastes better and (well most of the other kashi stuff does) has a bunch of cool different grains in it

Holy shit. Golean Crunch is my favorite cereal. I don't even want to go back to Lucky Charms. Of course, if they ever start bringing back Waffle Crisp to around here, I'll probably switch it up... But fuck, it's so good.

Kashi Granola bars are fucking amazing too and their TLC crackers.

Looks pretty good, except Monday's protein intake isn't that great. Then again, a day to eat something different is fine, so screw it.

I only eat this for breakfast now or dry for lunch dose the body good

Those Kashi cereals have niggercockloads of sugar in them.

They're by no means healthy. You'd be better off with fiber one and a scoop of whey.
