Breakfast : 1&1/2 cup oats, 4 eggs, 5 egg whites, some cocoa, 1 cup milk, 1 onion. Brunch: 1 cup milk, 1 banana, chicken breast Lunch b4 work: 1 cup oats, 2 cans tuna, chicken breast Dinner at work: 1 cup milk, 3 eggs, 4-5 whites, 2 chicken breasts After work: 3 cups broccoli, asparagus, 1 can sardines, 1 can tuna Pre bed meal: handful almonds / 2 tbsp almond butter and 1 tub cottage cheese
