Just remember, plateaus are due to two factors:
1.) Mental block 2.) Not switching up your routine
Be a man. Get rid of that mental block. Work harder, more efficiently. Switch up your routine.
My suggestion? Tri-set or do Giant-steps. Tri-setting would be super-setting with 3 different work-outs; Giant-Stepping would be 4 or more workouts per super set. This is a great way to shed fat as it engages the most compound muscle movement by engaging different parts of the same muscle in the same set and burns a ton of calories, and it's also a great work out. You will definitely have to go lighter weight, though, so you will not gain much size. It's also one of the harder/hardest ways to work out.
Good luck, anon. I was where you were at about 6-8 months ago, maybe less muscle mass. Now I'm ~175, ~7-8% body fat. I look and feel great. You can do it too.
