When you get in a situation where you'd normally have panic attacks, you probably start forcing yourself to feel strangely--to get nervous and upset and feel sick and hyperventilate and shake. Some of it is not under your control, but it sounds like instead of trying to deal with it and try to overcome/manage it, you just run like a sissy bitch and go "WHY ME"..
