Whenever you get a job in packaging or physical labour, they're sure to tell you all about how to pickup a 20 pound box without herniating a diskWhat I don't get is how bent rows and deadlifts harness the wrong form of picking something up to gain strengthI know that with proper form, back straight, you're fine, and they just teach you not to deadlift a box because they don't want to risk you not actually knowing deadlift form.ANYWAYS tl;dr, can even flawless Bent Row and deadlift form be harmful to a not-so-perfect back/spine?
Ofcourse, youve gotta work your way up to the weight, dont start struggling heavy weights to impress the roiders, but any resistance is going to help strengthen your muscles as long as you do it safely
