What do you eat daily to lose weight? Meats, veggies?

Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner Or maybe multiple small meals, Lets hear it?

breakfeast:
milk & fiber one cerial.

Lunch:
sandwich: turkey 3oz cheese 1 oz
banana

Dinner;
Smart one meat or grilled chicken brest
1 cup broccoli
1/2 cup peas or green beans.
2 slices bred w/ 1 oz cheese

Allday: 96 oz water
Snack: 100 calorie popcorn or fruit


total calorie count 1500 aprox

5 lbs lost first week, 4 second week, going into 3rd. I've had more energy and feal better as well.
