Dunno... How far can you run? How fast can you run a 5-k? How much can you deadlift, overhead press, and squat? How many pullups, pistols, handstand pushups, muscle-ups can you do? How fast is your 40m and 100m sprint? Oh and how many full hanging leg raises to the bar can you do (without leaning back liek a fgt)?
