Sup /fit/?I'm a 17 year old male, around 6 foot 2. I despise my body, despite having visible muscle, it's only because i'm skinny.I have no gym equipment, and therefore resort to Sit ups - Pull ups and push ups. I wish to have ALOT larger biceps, and larger pectoral muscles, aswell as forearms.What excersizes can i do that will help me?

Go to the gym or get weights no other way
do your pushups at an incline and/or more explosively. do jumping exersizes and pistol squats for the legs. pullups work your biceps, keep doin em. for your hands, hold heavy stuff.
widen your hands on pushups to work your chest more

get a belt, throw 50 pounds on your waist and do weighted chinups.
