Sup /fit/?This Asics Inner Muscle gear is so fucking cash.I incorporate a swiss ball into my workouts, run offroad and on shale, do some specific stretches and occasionally do Pilates.All of which keep me in good stead for later life and prevent me from becoming injured, like those fat cunts you see trying to do deadlifts, haha.What does /fit/ do to improve ones posture and core stability?

It promotes good posture during exercise.It will develop proprioception and therefore improve the skill of the individual to control his body.Very much like the swiss ball, working on an unstable surface forces the body to learn to control core muscles and in a balanced fashion.Its about control of the smaller muscles close to the spine.
