about a month ago I started a regular running regimen and cut artificial sugars from my diet. I significantly reduced my body fat but it's now very apparent that I have no tone in my abdomen.

what's the best way to tone abs? I'm not looking to bulk up I just want some good definition in my midsection.

are you seriously asking how to tone abs though? google ab exercises, do them for a week, add weight to it, do that for a week, then add pull-ups, SQUATZ, and deadlifts to it. Repeat for a month or two and you will have awesome abs
