I need to go grocery shopping /fit/ what should I get?

eggs, chicken, tuna, juice, milk.......? trying to start eating healthy, so i suppose bread is out of the question :/

Speaking of bread, what's the opinion on sourdough bread (not sour flavored white bread)? I know you don't get the benefits as whole grain, but from what I've read it doesn't seem to cause the same glucose problems that white bread does.

Plus, it's fucking delicious here in California.

shit bro just get what you like, just remember to eat it in moderation, no harm. Also, bread, yeah, wholegrain if you can get it. I like to make my own sometimes with just white flour, mainly for the taste, again, eat in moderation.
