After a month or so, when those muscles are in better shape and you're used to using them, you won't be sweating as much or benefiting from the workout as much (hence why you change your workout routine every month)
It will help you relax and it will help you maintain better balance. After a while, the benefits won't be very much simply because it's repetitive motions that your body grows used to after so long.
