Diet and Exercise lol Anonymous
What exactly am I doing wrong with my diet and exercise, and how can I improve my diet and my exercise?

Age: 19, Weight 197.2 lbs, Height 5 ft 11 in, BMI 27.5

Diet is mostly carbs this is because of parents and their vegetarian diet. I am never sure if what I am eating constitutes as complete proteins. I also drink a lot of juice and drink about 1-2 glasses of water a day.

Exercise is running at night after dinner for 30 mins, and biking s. My bed time is 2 in the afternoon to 4 in the morning because I am trying to find a job (lol, I know there's something wrong with that).

Should I get a bunch of cans of tuna fish? I don't mind eating meat, I do it as a dietary choice.

Yeah you can eat tuna, just don't eat too much because of the mercury content in tuna. So switch it up with other fish and just broil them to switch it up.

How many calories do you cut out of your BMR to lose weight?

Oh not many. One or two calories per day is enough. If you cut out 2 calories per day you'll lose a pound every 4.8 years. Nobody said this would be easy.

Make sure it's packed in water though. Canned salmon and herring are also good alternatives.
