So /fit/, I've got a new job with a 3-midnight schedule. I often read here not to eat carbs after 6pm or so, but I was wondering, since I'm at least up until midnight working if carbs were okay for dinner.
Also, how late is too late for snacking? I usually munch on fruits/veggies throughout the day. I figure I'll need the energy, since it's pretty much impossible for me to sleep in past 7 and I'll get tired fast.
