Stick to five meals per day, every three hours, maybe 350 calories per meal. Watch your sugar and fat intake, but don't be afraid to have a treat day once a month or so. Stick to your cardio, either walking, jogging or biking, and try to burn 300-500 calories per day.
Guarantee you'll be at 150 or less by summer's end. Shit only gets hard and requires dedication when you want good muscles. If you just want to be normal and healthy, but not in amazing shape, do what I said.
