It is generally worse when I focus on my breathing but it's hard not to manually breath. If it is hyperventilation it's not "pass-out" hyperventilation, it's minor hyperventilation that pesters me throughout the day.
Still there are times when I feel like I'm not getting enough air when I breath through my nose, and the moment I breath through my mouth I feel like my lungs fill up and I'm getting enough air.
