I work out 6 or 7 days a week, and take breaks when my body needs them. I also train what I want/feel like needs trained on a day.
I've been lifting for years, so I don't necessarily recommend you try this. I used to follow a set routine of Chest+Back, Arms, Shoulders+Lats, Legs and work out 3-6 times a week.
Just a little while ago I worked out 16 days straight. On the 17th day my body felt like it needed a rest, so I rested.
tl;dr - Try it and if it works, you can do it. The longer you exercise, the more you can train consecutively. Build up to it.
