Hello /fit/,I'm a 21 y.o. flabby nerd looking to get into shape a bit. I have some weights lying around and seem to be gaining arm muscles (lol newb) rather rapidly. My main problem is this gut I have, I'm mostly looking to get that belly and waist fat off through excersise. Any tips/suggestions/training scheduals/excersises.Thanks in advance /fit/
Do some crunches, I have a flat stomach, but it's all muscle(can't develop my abs for some odd reason). I've heard aerobics and running can help but I'm not 100% on it.

Walking with weights is good. If you do enough walking you not only work out your legs, but the rest of your body. Like your legs working and adding a little twist in your step with work out your side muscles, Not to mention the butt. Don't ever forget the butt guys! :DBut in all seriousness walking is a great start.But there is something else that I can reccommend, but since you're a guy you might think its odd...Try belly dancing... seriously.
