do you guys ever take a week or more off ?

ive been training real hard for 8 months almost every day or every other day and i feel that I need to get a shitload of rest

just feeling overly sore and generally real exhausted lately, whereas when I used to lift or do cardio I would feel very energetic throughout the day

and i'm pretty sure I'm not sick either

also no source or no more srysry
