A squats 5x5 bench press 5x5 rows 5x5 dips 3xF (or 3x5 once you have succeeded in dipping your body weight for 10+ reps straight)
B squats 5x5 press 5x5 deadlifts 1x5 pullups 3xF (or 3x5 once you can do your first set of 10+ reps at bodyweight)
there's something in there about alternating pullups and chinups but i never did that
