So, is it a good idea to train while you're sick? I've got a cold, seemed to reach its climax today (headache, sore throat, running nose). It seems to be worse when i'm not doing anything though, and when i start doing some sort of physical activity the intensity dies down, so is it worthwhile going training tomorrow or should i rest?

It's better if you rest. If you insist on training, do it light. Training while sick does nothing but make you more sick in most cases.

It depends on how you feel.

I had the same problem around 3 weeks ago, and my cold peaked on my off day but on the subsequent two days I decided to tone down my workout a bit since I noticed that my body was having a harder time doing the weight I was doing the days before I got the cold.

Most likely it is better if you rest, but your body should be able to handle some kind of exercise as long as you don't overdo it.
