so it was my birthday a week ago, and I basically had a week long party. lots and lots of beer was drunk.

Anyway, this week ive developed a bit of a belly from it. As I expected.
I don't regret the beer drinking cos it was fun but know I need to compensate at the gym for going overboard.
So whats the best way to go about this?
I figured cardio, but how much?


tl;dr whats the best way to get rid of a beer belly?

HIIT. Google it.
It won't only burn fat on your belly. There is no such thing as spot reduction.

I know about HIIT and I know I cant spot reduce.

I do HIIT at the moment and cardio.

Do I just do more? or are there specific stuff that is good for it?
