I use Magnum Quattro. Sometimes I blend a banana or something into it.

2 cups of milk
1 banana
1/2 cup of oats
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
1 tablespoon of honey

I mix it with water, milk gives me the runs. Sometimes I mix it with coffee.

Try mixing with soy milk, you may be lactose intolerant...

Anyways, I mix mine with soy milk and probiotic yoghurt.
