Giving up smoking was easy, after 10 years I just got bored of it and said 'fuck it' and stopped cold turkey. That was about 2 years ago. So now I can do exercise and shit and actually breathe. But I thought it was bullshit when people said you put on weight when you stop smoking. I packed it on and this morning I reached triple digits in weight. Fuck this shit, I'm sick of being a tubby bastard.

So I'm looking to lose about 15-20kg and I can easily chuck fast food and snacking. The only problem I have is giving up coke. I didn't get any cravings when I ditched smoking but if I don't have a coke or two a day I get extremely painful headaches, the sweats and pissed off easily.

tl;dr I want to eat better and do some exercise. Just wanted some pointers. Thanks.

You must live in one of the few countries coke is still made with sugar cane... sugar addictions suck. gotta go cold turkey i believe.
