You CAN get big and brawny on normal food.
But supplements will make it a little easier.
1 scoop of protein powder in 12 oz. of skim milk is 30-35 grams of protein in one shot. Not too many other foods will deliver that much protein in one sitting. Chicken breast, tuna, and lean beef cuts, maybe. Protein supplements are expensive too, a 1 month supply is 15-30 dollars.
Remember that getting HUEG is a goal that takes YEARS. All those body builders and strongmen have been training for years. You'll get some good results in the first 6 months and most people will be happy with those initial changes, but it'll be a long road ahead if you want to look like a brick wall.
