So /fit/ I've gained about 8 pounds since I started working out srsly about 3 weeks ago, is there some way to tell if it's muscle or fat?.I'm 5'10" and averaged at about 145 pounds (which I think was a bit underweighted), now I'm at154. Also I lost a lot of weight some years ago, including some muscle mass, so hopefully that extra weight is from rebuilding those muscles.
if you started working out seriously 3 weeks ago, and didn't start eating like an ogre, what do you think it is?
Also do you recommend using online body fat calculators?
>>73692Yeah, I just tend to freak out a bit when I gain weight. Have been eating a bit more, but it's mostly healthy foods, low fats, more protein, etc.
