I used to get that pain as well. I asked around and apparently they were Forearm splints(if thats how you spell it). Kinda like the pain you get in your shin from running with the wrong shoes. Well all I did was lower the weight a bit and lifted through it. I think it has something to have to do with the bone not being accustomed to the weight. I got the pain when I was curling on the preacher press though. Like Tyler said, if it keeps hurting take it easy and take some painkillers.
