Thanks guys. Yeah, I know my exercise side of things wasn't up to par. I'll definitely be going on some jogs and runs in the near future, and get some weights :)
I don't eat too MUCH fruit, usually just for a snack or a banana in the morning, or something to pep me up. I generally eat granola bars, bagels, salads, veggie soup ... the occasional pizza pop (not good!), but I try to keep it balanced.
Any moar exercise tips would be great!
