total vegetable meals
i am cutting, and i am planning on having most of my meals consist of a plate full of raw, various vegetables
is this a good idea?

You don't need to do anything special for cutting except decrease the size of your portions, make sure you're getting a sensible ratio of fats/carbs/and run your ass off.

A plate of raw vegetables would make a good midday snack, though.

If you want to do something like that, just switch Veggies with boiled chicken breasts, and veggies. And work out.
