Hi /fit/, I'm a girl on 5'4 and I'm 108 lbs.. Now I'm not that thin because I almost never exercise. Now this is maybe(?) just irrelevant to my question.
Here goes; I have quite big legs compared to the rest of my body, what kind of exersing could I do to make them become smaller?

Pic related, this is a body that I'm afraid to get. It's really unattractive.
I've got quite small arms and tits, so If my arm muscles looked like this it would come out pretty boyish.
Any ideas of what I could do?

lose the fat, youll only get arms like the girl in the pic by lifting weights frequently for years and even then you can stop increasing the weight progression when you get to your goal

If it's FAT then do some cardio and eat healthy. By the way, you have to have fat in your diet to lose fat, or else your body will start to store that shit up.

If you lose weight you'll lose both fat and muscle overall unless you keep up a weight training regime.
But if you already have big legs then that just might be your natural build in which case you should work on building your upper body to balance it out.

Big, shapely legs are hot to most guys I know but whatever makes you and your gfs happy...

You're a girl so you're probably not into weightliftan and SQUATS&OATS so look up any sport with lots of girls and start doing that shit. If you don't like it, choose another sport. It's not REALLY about what exercise you do, it's just that you have to be CONSISTENT. You want something harder than aerobics? Try martial arts. Martial arts too hard for you? Try gymnastics. Too fancy? Go to bodypumping lessons or anything. Pilates, yoga, field&track... Just find *anything* you like doing and then do it consistently 3-4 times a week and eat healthy. Get /fit or money back.

I hear this a lot from chubby or unfit girls. My sisters favorite excuse for not ramping up how much she swims is because she doesn't want to get 'big shoulders'.

Stupid. If you ever, EVER approach the level of fitness in that pic, THEN worry about how it looks. It's far to easy to use excuses like these in your head to justify not exercising harder.
