What does /fit/ think about multivitamins?
Are they just a scam?

Pic related, it's what I take on a daily basis.
If you guys can recommend something better I'd be grateful.

Animal Pak is pretty much the standard

they're good if you don't spend all day trying to get your water-soluble nutrients through healthy eating.

Why does it matter?

They are for the more 'hardcore' crowd and have a pretty good reputation.

Wrong. Yes, they do 'work' but only if you're not eating properly. So they aren't marketed at the hardcore fitness crowd, because you don't last long in this world unless you eat properly.

It's for casual fags and dumb shits. If you eat correctly, no supplement should work.
