Hey /fit/I don't have a weight problem of any kind, but I do wish my stomach looked better than it does right now. I don't feel good about it, or about people seeing it.What are some exercises I could do that would help tone up my stomach?Pic related; the kind of thing I'd be aiming for. Not muscled or anything extreme, just a little tightened up and smoother.
SQUATS and cardio
Cardio, weight lifting, and proper diet.Also in b4 toned
Not really sure what qualifies as cardio. I've got one of those stationary exercise bikes in my house, though; would that be any good?

>>458706I don't have anywhere nearby that would be suitable for running. I'd need grass or a track of some kind. I have bad knees and I've been told not to run on concrete because of it; all we have here is sidewalks.
