Sup /fit/

I'm just sick to death of being a skinny freak. I am genetically cursed and I hate it. I've been a rake my whole life and it sucks. I come on here all the time looking for help/inspiration and my routine is solid and yet I get nowhere. I have friends who never set foot in the gym and they are twice my size. My neck is like fucking ET. My arms are like spaghetti. My chest is non-existent. Medium sized T-shirts hang off me. I hate it. I don't want to be huge, I just want to have a decent, manly physique. Is that too much too ask?

Post your routine and an average days diet. I've already given all the advice I can give to "BAAAAW I'm skinny."

I meant more specifically than that. Obviously your diet consists of meals.

Either way, use this:
http://www.bmi-calculator.net/bmr-calculator/harris-benedict-equation/

Eat more than the calories you find from that.
You want these calories to come from 20%-30% fat, 20% protein, then the rest is all carbs.

Keep in mind 1g of fat = 9 calories
1g of protein = 4 calories
1 g of carbs = 4 calories

Your workout looks pretty solid. I don't know what some of those are, but you have the important ones in there.

What are your sets? Personally I do 8x3. Also, make sure that you're increasing your weights regularly.

Well so far today I've had

Breakfast: 3 eggs on toast, banana
Snack: 2 scoops N'Large in milk
Lunch: Chicken and bacon pasta, peanuts, banana
Snack: Chicken legs

For dinner I'll be having steak, then working out, then more N-Large

That is a typical day

Unless your eating huge portions I really doubt you're getting enough calories. I personally have to eat around 3000 cal/day and I'm only 5'5".

It's a pretty good guideline for calorie intake. Keep in mind the proportions of fat/protein/carbs. Try breaking your meals into 6 smaller ones. This will make it easier to fit more calories in your day, it's also better for you. It can be kind of tricky to do if you have a busy schedule, but it's something you'll start to get the hang of.

I should also mention that age is a big factor. I didn't gain hardly any muscle until I was around 18 or 19.

Ok, I assumed you were over 18. Every once in a while someone will ask for bulking advice only to have it turn out they're 15.

Anyways, it seems like you're on the right track. Just keep eating copious amounts of food.

Eat more and do weightlifting.
I'm a needle at 25 too, but I have gained around 7 lbs the last 2 months.
