Alright /fit/Whenever I work out, especially when I do curls, my inner forearm hurts like hell, that pain is much more then the strain I should be feeling on my biceps while doing curls. Wtf is this?Pic related, thats what hurts, Im no niggra, or underageb& though.

weak wrist flexors,curl moar kettlebells
its tendon pain. Keep at it and your tendons will get strong enough to keep up with your muscle. Used to happen to me.
