So ive got this like "ring" of fat around my belly/lovehandles. Ive been lifting weights for like 25 minutes a day, 5 days a week, for the last 2/3 weeks, and have seen no improvement. My goal is flat belly by december 17. Possible? Tips?

If I was in your position with your foal, I'd go on a ketogenic diet (think atkins diet), with moderate daily cardio, and three sessions of stronglifts a week.

25 minutes 5 days aweek is not enough, try lifting for 1 hour - 2 hours, plus 45 minutes of cardio every other day.

Try doing an hour of weight lifting 2-3 time a week and a good hour long cardio atleast two times a week.

I doubt you could get that weight off by december 17, that shit takes months.

flat belly? december 17th? no way dude. your goals must be realistic. even if you could lose the fat ring, it wouldn't be a healthy, natural way to do it.

eat well, work out, it will eventually leave.

TL;DR don't be a faggot, don't set goals on an exact date.
