Cut out soda and energy drinks completely, they're utterly useless. Once you get down to just coffee and cigarettes, let your body adjust to the sugar withdrawal, which should take 2-3 weeks. Then start smoking half of what your normally smoke a day for a few weeks, then quit cold turkey. Don't worry about coffee, it's good for you, unless you're drinking more than 3 cups a day.
