Comment on my training regimen Anonymous
I'm starting to work out again after a while and I want to know if my plan would work. The main goal is to make me lose weight. I'm currently at 176cm and 84kg (BMI 27) and I want to lose at least 10kg. I do not plan to keep track of my eating, but I eat mainly chicken, low-fat pork, rice and potatoes for lunch and dinner. Muesli and yoghurt for breakfast and fruits, such as mandarin oranges and winegrapes for snacks at least 600g per day. Usually more. I'm going to alternate between 4 different week plans, as follows.
I 2x cross-country jogging/running
II 2x jog, 1x workout
III 2x jog, 2x workout
IV 2x jog, 3x workout, the basis for this is a fitness pamphlet by my country's army.
My jogging route is 8km long and I estimate my speed at 9km/h, not accounting for hills. Because I'm a cheap bastard and don't want to go to a gym, I want to use bodyweight exercises only. I listed 8 exercises that I think would give me a balanced full-body workout. As I am a weak turd and cannot do any actual pullups, the "pullups" consist of lying on the floor and pulling my torso up to my desk. For the same reason I do lady pushups.

2 Pullups
3 Squats
4 Lunges
5 "Good mornings"
6 Crunches
7 Calf raises
8 dips
