What should I do to make my chest more even? I'm having hard time even making the decision which side or parts of my chest are actually bigger than on the other side. Should I just keep training them both normally (pushups and free weights) and try not to care, even though it stands out quite much.. this photo is about 6 months old, I now have more muscle in general, but the same problem still exists.
try benchpress.
Nobody notices except you.If you really want to increase the size of one pectorial over the other, you can do a one armed dumbell press.You can only increase the size of the muscle, though, you can't target the shape.
use dumb bells.the smaller side (can't tell which) will have to work independantly from the other side, so it should catch up in a month or so
