Hi /fit/

My farts have been getting smellier since I started eating healthy. I also tend to fart more often now. Is there something I can do? I begin my day with eggs and oatmeal, and then eat a crapton of cottage cheese, some meat and pasta, bananas, tomatoes and stuff, lots of milk and water. Somehow, I'd suspect eggs could be causing this, but ain't sure. Halp

I once cleared an entire Dorm floor with one of mine....they thought it was a dead rat in one of the air ducts. It was nearly an epic fart.

Cut back a little on the protein. Eat more pineapple and yogurt to aid digestion.

your gut is lined with mostly the bad smelling kind bacteria. to get it changed non-smelling you have to eat lots more non-meats.

I'm doing stronglifts 5×5, on the 6th week now, and don't really have time for additional lifting, so I guess I'll go with decreased protein intake and pineapples with yogurt.

some people actually get inexplicably bad gas from oatmeal. Try replacing that for a day or two and monitoring the effect.
