So, here's the deal. I may get "gtfo newfag" and all this, but fuck it. I'm 16, 255 lbs and I'm 5'7. To cut short, I wanna know how can I lose weight. I have a huge ass and of course the cut/man boobs. I have a large frame so I don't really show how fat I truly am, but yeah. I've been getting on my treadmill everyday(I try, anyway.) and I usually stay on until the hour mark, sometimes I go further than it. According to it, I drop around 100-200 calories by the time I get off. I do about 10 diamond cut pushups everyday, and 20 sit ups right after those. Is there anything I'm doing wrong? Also, I only drink water and green tea, I've eliminated everything else. I've also strayed away from greasy foods and such, so anon, anymore tips?

Okay fatfag, I'll throw you a bone.

Get on a strength training program, like Rip's 5x5 , SL 5x5 or Starr's 5x5. This will usually be Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

On the days you aren't working out, you will walk on that treadmill until you can jog, and once you can jog you will sprint.

You will eat no more than 2500 calories a day, and only in whole foods.

THE ONLY THING YOU WILL DRINK IS WATER.

If you stick to this routine fatty, you will be a lean motherfucker by the time you're done.


Anyway, I completely wasted my time with this post because you're a lazy procrastinating fat bastard. Just starve yourself and spend mommy and daddy's money on speedballs.

You're a moron. He's out of shape. He can't do those entire routines yet, dipshit.

OP, keep doing your routine and improving your numbers. You need to do basic things and get down to at least 190 or so before you start doing the heavier stuff. It's idiotic to try to do more intense programs when you're really out of shape.
