I mostly eat white meat (specifically chicken), and pasta is my main source of carbs. I do have a huge sweet tooth, but I try to eat fresh fruits instead of chocolate bars. Usually a banana, apple, pear, or a handful of raisins. Broccoli, carrots and sweetcorn (not creamed) are my main vegetables. I rarely have fast food. Once every other month or so, and if I do, I always get the smallest portion and eat it slowly. I tried multivitamins a while ago, but they made me feel dizzy. I only drink water, or on ocassion skimmed milk if I'm having cereal. I hate coffee and never have soda.
