so recently i have no been able to go to the gym. i went once last week, and i like to go atleast 3 times a week.

any suggestions on some simple exercises i can do without going to the gym?

Dragon flags/crunches for abs
Pull ups (need a pull-up bar) for lats(arms a bit)
If you have dumbbells then the usual CURLZ FOR DUH GURLZ
