HIIT Anonymous
Sup /fit/.
I'm 6'4, 253 lbs and obviously want to lose weight. I'm still moderately fit and exercise for about 30mins-1hour a day. I want to have a go at doing HIIT and so I'm asking if there's shit I need to know before I start.

eg. good diet plans to use in conjunction, experiences etc.
