Hi /fit/, I need help.
What should I be eating to lose fat and gain muscle? I'm fairly big in my stomach region but pretty normal everywhere else. Under the fat I have a fairly hard layer of muscle (but i'm sure most overweight people do as well), I just want to lose the fat. What foods are high in protein and low in carbs/fat? Any help would be appreciated at all, thank you so much in advance.
