I'll assume your after weight loss, EAT THE FUCK MORE. Seriously, if your not 4foot tall, thats too few calories. How tall are you and how much do you weigh? google a calorie calculator and enter the info, eat as they suggest for fat loss.

Here's my workout days -

Cardio Day--
35 mins on treadmill 6.5 mph / 1.5-2.0 incline
32 mins elliptical / intensity 3 -> 4 -> 5 every ten mins
15 mins treadmil 4.0 mph / 4.5 incline
10 mins sauna, 10 mins shower


Lifting day-
32 mins elliptical / intensity 3->4->5 every ten mins
4x15 crunches w/ 5 lbs + machine weight
4x25 torso twist @ 60 lbs (torso machine)
4x25 back extension no weight
4x25 forward sit down crunches, 75 lbs (machine)
4x10 knee lifts on that thing you place your back on
4x25 ball crunches
15 squat thrusts
