mon:
3x5 squat 3x5 bench press 3x5 deadlift
tues: 3x5 squat 3x5 military press 3x5 bent over row
fri: same as monday
so it was like A-B-A for that week, next week do B-A-B, then back again to A-B-A, etc. can also throw in dips on A exercises and pullups on B exercises if ya want, should definitely be feeling it though just from the regular program...
