so, /fit/, what exactly does drinking 8 glasses of water a day do to benefit your health? Just curious, because it isn't very easy to drink all that damn water, and so it better have some sort of miracle powers

well if you ran for about half an hour or till your body is about to collapse, by the time you reach for that water, you'll be able to down 1 liter in about 45seconds.

I personally drink tap water, it saves me money on bottled water, also saves bottles
