Protein, at least 0.8 time your body weight in lbs everday. Eggs, Fish, chicken, steaks, milk maybe but it's expensive than all of Eggs. nuts, seeds etc
good Carbs like bread, pasta, Oatmeal, brown rice. every 3-4 hours eat SOMETHING. small or a full meal but keep eating and you will gain muscle and drop the fat.
