are you male or female? 213 isnt "alot", it will only take a few months to slim down to 190 if you cut calories and exercise more. Find your BMR, cut it by 1000, use the running track if you can handle it, or go to a gym and work out. Eat alot of protein, lean meats, veg etc.. and dont overdo your carbs.
I cant believe how simple it is to lose weight, all these fad diets are bullshit. Calorie counting and monitoring your intake/outtake is the simplest and well proven method.
