So summer just rolled around and I'm out of school until I start college in a few months. Well I've decided to get rid of some of this 4chan flab, boost my confidence, and help get myself back into the dating game. I've got flabby hips and a flabby stomach. I'm looking for something I can do over the next two to three months that's low stress (mental) and easy to manage (something that doesn't require a lot of planning and preparation).
