chest exercises Anonymous
dear /fit/

i'm looking to trim some slight fat from my chest area. i was really active in school and so i had a pretty nice form, turned into a lazy fuck in college though so I'm starting to notice a little extra weight. i'm not eating particularly unhealthily, I'm just not really exercising.

so i'm wondering what would be good for trimming a little bit of fat and possibly toning up my chest. right now the main thing i'm doing is lying on my back with weights in each hand and lifting them up (I think they're called pectoral flys or something?), but i don't really know much about exercise so i'm not sure if this is the best thing for it, or even how many lifts should be in each set and how many sets of this i should be aiming for, etc.

and /fit/ experts wanna help me out?
