I want to drop from 240 to 170 (I carry my weight in my hips, ass, and stomach. I am the male pear, eeek), however this site says that with just LIGHT exercise, I need to consume 2400 calories to maintain 170.

What the flying fuck, doesn't that seem excessive for 170 at 5'11''? Where does one find all the calories WITHOUT eating junk?
