/Fit/, I'm looking for a way to dramatically increase my aerobic fitness. I run, I ride, as well as my regular workout, but I need to make myself run faster for longer. Does anyone have any suggestions aside from more running or riding that I could do?
Run uphill. Weight train your legs with high rep and low weight.Learn proper running techniques and just run more.
Also, breathing techniques! Run with a partner, someone who can run farther than you can.
You can try upper body aerobics. /fit/ lurvs their rowing machines.Barring that, just run up hills and run faster.
Righto, ta. I'll try the rowing machines, normally I avoid them. Can't weight train my legs too much more (I already do the threshhold of the machines) so I'll do some uphill stuff. Ta.
