you will eventually need more [not heavier, but MORE, as in sets if you wanna lose weight] but hell, dont make the mistake i did. Dont go to the gym everyday and work for two hours. your body will get used to it if you set a routine like that and eventually start to protect itself from all that work done, and you'll be back at storing fat as usual.
my advice?
keep with your diet, change your training program. dont do the same moves, in the same order, every fucking day. rest. rest your muscles because only then they'll grow.
if you exercise the first thing in the morning, then do it in the evenings. do weight lifting first, then do cardio [general advice] do HIIT and no weight lifting some days. Add some variety. Surprise your body.
