Feel good gym time Anonymous
This afternoon while i was lifting weights at the univ gym two guys asked whether i could give them a hand with squats. I had seen that they were taking turns doing 135 with form that could have been a lot better (heels off the ground, rounded backs, etc.) I've only been doing stronglifts for several months and I'm finally up to doing my body weight (~200 lbs, it keeps rising) so i wasn't sure that i was qualified to really give too much advice, but i tried to help them and pretty soon they were looking much better.
