Alright /fit/. I lost about 10 pounds after being sick for about 2.5 weeks with a sinus infection. I'm down to 170 from 180 at a height of about 5'9". Now's as good a time as any to try and keep the weight off and maybe loose a little more.I've been doing situps, pushups, lunges, and walking about a mile, and cutting back on deserts.Anything else I should do? Should I switch up the excersises I do? Are there any I'm missing? I'm not looking to bulk up like an ox or anything like that and I'm not looking to spend loads of time on fitness either.Picture not really related
