wtf guys, i just weighed myself, haven't done it in like a month or so, (i was 155 a month ago), i've been eating like craazy the past month or so trying to bulk, i've been lifting weights regularly, taking a whey protein shake, eating lots, eating cottage cheese before bed, drinking lots of water. I feel i've been gaining strength and my biceps def got bigger.

I weighed myself after lunch and i weigh 147?!

wtf? am i getting diabetes or cancer?

eating good fats can stimulate fat metabolism.

Without knowing more about your physical status we cannot determine why you lost weight.
If you can lift more weight, it should however indicate that you gained muscle. So not to worry.
However, are you sure you eat enough? Really sure?
