>>44306 harry??? just bulk up first, you will generally notice that you start to lose fat while doing this, also go by size not weight. measure your main fat deposit sites, such as waist, and as you bulk you should notice some thinning in that area. main reason for this is to bulk you basically need eat to many carbs etc so if you cut now then bulk you will waste your cutting. also assuming your harry your not big, basically perfect size for bulking fast no point cutting
