Hello /fit/ Anonymous
Hey /fit/.

5’11’’ and roughly 145 lbs.

I’ve been working out with limited resources for roughly a month. The only weights I actually own are a pair of dumbbells. My routine consists of bicycle crunches, push-ups, overhead triceps extensions, and hammer curls. I’m seeing and feeling results in my arms, but not so much with my chest and abs, which are the two areas I’m most concerned about. Perhaps I’m simply not doing the exercises correctly as my lower back and neck are tense.

So /fit/, what can I do to improve my workout schedule so that I can feel the burn and see results? Is it possible for me to get the physique (6 pack et al.) like the picture, or would I have to bulk up to achieve that first?

if you want a six pack you really just need to run and do other thinks that burn tons of calories and fat as well as do sit ups and such for your abs

Run, diet, crunch, thats basically the lot, or enough to work.

Is there anything specific I can do to help out my chest routine? I've been doing push-ups for quite sometime, but there doesn't seem to be any real improvement.

And Naked Warrior sounds pretty epic. I'll get on that.

try putting your feet on boxes to make it harder and trying different hand placements , wider for chest , narrow for arms. thats pavel tsatsouline missed out the s sorry

so all you do are curls and tricep extensions...well guess what, dumbass, you aren't working out your chest, so why the fuck would you feel anything there?

stop your shitty fratboy exercises and go to a gym. do deadlifts, squats, decline bench, dumbbell pec flies, bent lateral rows, and for the fratboy in you, preacher curls and reverse dumbbell curls while on the decline bench.

Just in case you missed it, you fucking twat, I've been doing several sets of push-ups daily for about a month with no results. So I came to /fit/ for a little advice, not to be accosted by some lowbrow dipshit like yourself.

Calm down big man and take your roid rage somewhere else.

well op ur chest really depends on what you want. do u want cut up or like something in this pic. if u want something like in the pic then sorry, ur gonna need a bench and MUCH heavier weight then your 2 dumbells. 6 pack would b easier. just do many different variations of sit ups that hit ur top abs, ur bottom abs, obliques and transverse abdominals. also try doing some of them with weights for resistance. i kid you not in high school i didnt have a trace of 6 pack and i just started to eat right and do what i am telling you know and i ended up looking like this pic in one month (pic is me) in 11th grade
