I have 2 questions about fitness health.

1. should/how do i work out my lower back? i'm doing heavy ab, chest and upper back excersizes and it might be me but my lower back is feeling a bit...awkward. google doesn't work these days.

2. Both my shins and knees hurt from my running, i have good supportive shoes (well, alright ones) but sometimes i get bad shin/knee pain. i'v only started training decently in the last year and i'v been taking precautions (like running on grass) so i'm fairly sure i haven't done any damage (though i am a heavy guy, 95KG when i started running, and i tend to push myself a little bit hardFEEL THE PAIN)

Pic taken on the first day i decided i will start my life anew and fit.

1. Deadlift
2. Running in the woods is something that atleast I find puts far less strain on your knees and feet than running on grass.
