Hello /fit/ness freaks i need some help, i need to lose some weight really I don't like the way that i look as basically i could be a lot thinner than i am. I'm yet to come up with a target weight but it's thin. My question to you all is what's the best way to lose weight and keep it off, i don't care about being buff like most people i just want to be thin is all
