Hi /fit/.

First time poster here - I'm lucky enough to be blessed by good metabolism, genes or whatever; I'm 6'0, about 170 pounds. So, I'm in decent enough shape (not a blob anyway), but I really want to get in shape.

But, I don't want to go to a gym every time. I have a room in my house that would be perfect for excercise: it's big, mostly empty, and I put a badass sound system in there (I used to work out in this room a long time ago).

My question is, what kind of no-equipment or low-equipment (preferably cheap equipment) exercises can I do?

I already do squats, push-ups, sit-ups, jogging in place, jumping jacks, and that one where you put your hands on the edge of a chair and lower down (for triceps).

What else can I do? thanks

a good one to do is to lay down on your stomach with your arms under you, forearms to the ground, then lift up off the ground like you were doing a pushup, but just hold that position with your arms under you. If you feel the burn in your stomach area then you're doing it right

a workout bench and some dumbells would do you a world of good
try pistol squatz, burpees, jumprope, and various pushups like diamond hands and wide hand
