ITT: Confessions Anonymous
1. I have never done HIIT, but I run 3 times a week for 40 min sessions
2. I do a martial art, and I find it both fun and kind of hardcore
3. I like dealiftan more than SQUATZ

I prefer weighed pistol squats over back or front squats with a barbell.

I prefer dumbbell/body weight conditioning, strength and stability workouts to barbell strength and mass based ones.

I never did HIIT nor am I planning to start doing it. I Either do a day for sprint based work or cardio based one.

I don't work out for looks, I work out for the euphoria I get from successfully completing an old school styled "feat of strength", I also workout for the fact alone that just by doing that, I am far superior physically, then most of the planet is.

I don't have any plans of getting my BF% to be <12, I prefer the more "fluid" look of a body that's within 12-16% BF range then the "rigid", vasculary look of a body that has it's BF% in the single digits.

I view on season body builders and power lifters equally. In my opinion they are both freaks of nature and I have no interest to look similar to either.

I cant run a mile under 6 minutes to save my life.

I prefer deadlifts to squats.

I didnt work out my upper body til i got out of high school.

The best leg workout ive ever had was 10 reps of 100m sprint with ample rest between.

I FFFFFUCKING HATE the gym. not even the prospect of seeing some (lycra-clad) T&A has made me like it any better. I have to focus as hard as humanly possible on the exercise, else I'll just go "fuck this stupid place" and leave. and I have.

I hate lifting weights, HATE IT. But everytime Im lifting and telling myself how much I just want to quit this shit and go home, a little voice tells me to shut the fuck up and finish the damn set. I've also never stuck to a meal plan for more than 3 days.

i lift nothing but kettlebells and it has gotten me the results i want (leaner, bigger shoulders, stronger legs) faster than cardio+weights could have

i eat 2400 calories a day and lose weight like a motherfucker while my faggot friends eat 1700-1800 and complain that they are hungry and don't lose a gram
