I'm a skinny fuck, but my room mates when from fat to ripped in a few months.

From what i know to burn the fat cardio and a good diet focus on a high amount of reps not pushing alot of weight but what is comfortable do as many as you can shooting and slowly move up.

For building muscle mass of course switch your diet for muscle gain drink as much water as you can you are stretching and straining muscles they need water to rebuild or what you did was useless.

The main thing for building mass is pushing as heavy weight as you can with alot fewer reps and always let the muscle group you work on rest alot of people disregard this you need to give the area you work on to rest heal so if you are working out multiple days a week break up areas dont rush it.
