I did some research and found some kinesiology papers published in various places (JAMA or something) by maybe Harvard Med (but could have been Johns Hopkins instead) which reported findings that, between the four options (1) narrow regular regular grip, (2) wide regular, (3) wide behind-the-head, and (4) reversed grip narrow, the one that caused the most muscle activity was the wide regular grip.
That is what I've been doing lately, but I'm cutting, not bulking, right now, so I don't expect to see huge gains.
