Hi /fit

I am working out daily and watching my diet though not reducing my calorie intake: IMHO if I work out well and keep my weight, the muscle mass I build up replaces fat without all the dieting crap like hunger, jo jo effect or muscle loss..

This worked out pretty well and I am getting a nice upper body with a sixpack showing a little right now (boy do I love to touch it) though in the lower half there
still is some "fat ring" I indicated it with green in the Pic.

Is there an exercise to form this area?

Yes, it's called cardiovascular exercise.

If you want to get rid of your fat ring, you need to burn that fat.
