There has to be at least one incredibly skinny person on /fit/ right? Could they just answer me this question? Are you like, hungry... all the time? How can you bare it? the cravings and the hunger are seriously painful stuff.

Stop spamming fucktard. Eat more protein nigger.

Why is my message being treated as spam? Losing weight is hard because it's hard to not eat when you're hungry all the time. Seems logical to assume that skinny people are probably hungry all the time but if this were true that would mean that skinny people have ridiculously good self control. So maybe they just don't get cravings like other people do.

really skinny faggots have superspeed metabolisms which means they can eat whatever the shit they want, and however much of said shit without gaining any fat. they arent hungry because they probably eat just as much if not more as fatfags do.

Truth, but I know a ss girl who does it and she's in her 20s. Never thought it appropriate to ask her this question though. The anonimity of the internet is awaesome but in alot of cases slim pickin' when it comes to questions like this one here. Shame the models of human considered for mass production have such shitty self control -_-

I used to be really skinny, now I exercise a lot and I have to eat like a hog to stop losing weight. I'm still not a big guy yet, but I suspect I'll never stop eating if I ever manage to put on a good amount of muscle.

I don't mean to state my superiority over anyone. I count myself as a failure because that's actually what I am considering how my 16 year old sister got her license before I did, and I'm 19 o lawd.

I used to be heavy, now I'm pretty lithe. I dealt with the being hungry thing for about the first month into my lifestyle change, but then it vanished as my stomach got smaller and my body got used to being fed wholesome meals of protein and vegetables instead of large portions of rice/noodles or fast food.

I honestly probably don't eat more than 1,200 calories per day, some days much less, and I'm never hungry for no reason or between meals. Lean meats are really the key to satisfaction, as they take a while to break down. It's kind of like the difference between eating a big bowl of cereal for breakfast and being hungry 2 hours later compared to eating two small eggs for breakfast and being full well into noon.

Eat what you want as long as you are hungry, and focus on protein. The end.

I basically stopped pooping regularly. I haven't had a bowel movement in almost a week now. Is it possible I'm just not eating enough and burning up the majority of my food through exercise, resulting in minimal amounts of feces being created?

Aside from seafood and skinless chicken, I don't eat any meats. A lot of my diet is brown rice, yam flour noodles, Fiber One Caramel Delight cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, various vegetables (mostly green), and sometimes I'll have a veggie burger or fat free hot dog to satisfy fast food cravings. Basically, I'm getting a good amount of fiber from various sources, so why am I not pooping? Sometimes I feel like I need to poop, but when I get to the bathroom it just ends up being gas.

I have a feeling I AM building up feces and it's throwing off my weight loss progress because I'm not getting a good scale reading due to the added weight in my bowels. I've even taken laxatives and they don't do anything.

If you are skinny then it probably won't be too hard for you to get someone to reach in and help you with your problem.
