OP here Monday - chest, flat press, incline press, flys, etc Tuesday - back, pullups, lat pulls, bent over rows, bent arm pull overs, shrugs wed - legs, squats, extensions, curls, straight leg dead lift, calves thurs - shoulders, laterals, military press, bent over laterals, standing rows fri- arms, curls, extensions
