The only person who gives a fuck what you look like is you- and if you want to look better the only person who can help you is wait for it, you This board should move towards a fulltime sticky thats short enough for lazy people to read and follow the advice therein, but long enough to contain basic ideas of what should be done for various goals: major weight loss, minor weight loss, tweaking physique, minor weight gain, major weight gain- maybe some detailed diet plans, workout routines with weights and without, setting realistic goals, all that jazz.
