also my bodyweight is around 175lbs.
My guess is that most of these people think their max counts as lifting it off the bench, going down for 1/8th a rep and then forcing it back up.
In order for it to FUCKING COUNT as a 1 rep max, you have to be able to bring it to your chest, do not bounce it, and press it back up without help from a spotter.
