I have a couple questions about creatine. Is it worth it to do a loading phase, or is it just a ploy to get you to buy more powder faster? Also, should I cycle it on/off and if so, how often?

loading phase is a ploy. You'll end up pissing most of it out.

Well I read some article there about the loading and maintain phase having the same effect. Personally though, when I loaded, I saw a difference quick. I never tried just the maintenance phase first because I haven't used creatine in a while. Stopped going to the gym because I couldn't pay for it. Hell of a product though. Supposedly you can stay on creatine for as long as you want, but just to be safe, stay on it for the whole eight weeks and off it for about four weeks.

Sorry fellas, your genes will only allow you .5 - 2 lbs of lean gains per week MAX.

If you're using illegal gear, however, that's another story.

Don't cycle on/off. Take 5-10 grams a day, and your creatine stores should be full in 3 weeks. Then you just maintain them by taking 5 grams a day.
