I'm on the road to trying to lose some weight. but i'm a man who likes to eat. So what are some foods that are still good but not terrible for you. IE: Somebody told me that Barbeque Sauce is ridiculously low in fat and can add taste to anything.

So, ITT: Food that is good and good for you.

it isn't exactly hard to pick out healthy foods. Stick to salads, lean cuts of meat, veggies, fruits, etc.

look at labels if you have to. Avoid shit like sugary cereals or processed foods like the plague.

Strangely enough, raw green beans are pretty tasty and very satisfying to my palette.

YMMV, but I have pretty sugary, meaty preferences and I enjoy 'em.
