I've been trying to put ON weight. I weigh 135 with 6% body fat. I've been working out and I am an true God at DDR/ITG, and I'm not a fag about it, I'm just good. But I can't gain muscle as much as I should due to my lack of fat to help repair the torn muscles. I eat at Mcdonalds every weekend and I sit around at home playing Halo and eating chips on weekdays. Halp me.

Only way to gain is to up your calories everyday. You should be eating like 3000 a day. If you're as gay as you say, maybe like 3300. Every single day.

Mostly from protein. And I doubt your body fat is 6%, as that means you're walking around like an Olympic Sprinter or a Professional Body Builder on stage.

Serious bodybuilders "cut" and "bulk", bulking is the stage where they build muscle and also put on fat, due to eating a shitload of protein/calories/etc. Then they diet harshy and cut off the extra fat they built.

There's a reason the really fucking strong guys are somewhat fat as well.

Anyway, fat doesn't help muscles but it's a byproduct of putting serious muscles on. This does not mean go eat mcdonalds. Get some hamburger buns, premade patties, and a frying pan and you can make something that tastes 10x better than mcdonalds in 10 minutes anyway.

Some of the best bodybuilders in the world abandoned the "Cut and bulk" phase. They now just have, basically, a cut phase and a "strength" phase.

No need to big out like Ronnie Coleman and gain 60lbs of at. Arnold S. would only have to lose like 30lbs before a competition, same with current champ Jay Cutler. They stay lean the entire year and show great results because of it.

Fat = Not needed to build muscle, no need to pile it on. "Bulking" is just slang for "Now I'm eating pizza."

Eating healthier is probably a good idea, thanks to those who recommended.

And I do workouts every other day on my arms, then my legs in between. Handstand pushups come almost naturally to me now cause I've been doing parkour workouts.
