sup /fit/.

i've recently come to believe that i've turned lactose intolerant for no apparent reason

(i get massive amount of gas and horrid shits from drinking milk)

are there any possible theories as to how one turns lactose intolerant after drinking milk for 18 years solid?

1. are you sure it's fresh milk?
2. lactose intolerance is one of the most common adult onset allergies

That's the way nature tells you to take whey shakes instead of milk. YOU ARE WELCOME

too bad i mix my whey powder with milk but thanks anyway.

You can still eat cheese, eggs and cottage cheese if you're lactose intolerant.

yes because it completely nullifies the use of all the protein in the whey.

how does it make any difference?

for some reason this happened to me a few months ago, where I would become slightly sick and a general feeling of sluggishness every time I have dairy. Now it's to a point where if I do have a cheeseburger or a slice of pizza I start sneezing a hell of a lot and stuff.

So no more pizza and shit foods for me anymore, yay. But seriously, I don't know how it started(I'm 20 btw) and don't think it's going to stop anytime in the future.

Not a big deal though. Yea, I miss out on crap foods, but I am starting to get in shape.

NO BUT IT SLOWS IT THE FUCK DOWN WHICH IS THE WHOLE POINT OF WHEY
>> Anonymous
supposedly a majority of adults are lactose intolerant, its just to varying degrees. IMO no adult mammal should drink milk, I don't even eat cheese any more.

The whole point of whey is to slow it the fuck down?

same thing happened to me , I moved to a country where there is no milk , after 5 years, I drank some fresh milk and felt full & tired for the rest of the day, retried a few times with the same effect. i understood I no longer have the damn enzyme :(
Fresh milk tasted so fresh....

"lactose intolerance is one of the most common adult onset allergies"

we're humans(and not baby ones), its a fucking cow that eats grass and turns it into milk, we can drink it because your body kicks ass and will try to process anything you give it, but it can't do it very well.

THERE IS NO POINT IN DRINKING WHEY OTHER THAN PRE AND POST WO ANYWAYS FATASS

this happened to me

i stopped drinking milk and my body stopped producing the enzyme

i drank it while interning this summer and superfart time ensued

i started drinking lactose free mootopi-brand milk which is total win but expensive

i've eaten a fair amount of cheese over the past month since my internship ended

this past weekend they didn't have any mootopia so i bought some regular milk and over the course of a couple days i drank a half gallon

no farts

i am no longer lactose intolerant

WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN WIN

sucks to be you, though, OP

Try increasing your tolerance, start having small amounts and scale it up slowly. I don't guarantee that it'll work though.

Buy lactose filtered milk, or take lactaid tablets.

Or try goats milk, which is less likely to cause a reaction

Same shit happened to me.

So now I get lactose free milk. Makes me feel kinda like a faggot, but it tastes the same and does the same, without the super farts or liquid shits.
