All in all a balanced meal :D and i dont even plan to eat like that...

It's really not that hard. I'm still a fat fuck, but I'm down like 30 lbs doing this. Go to the gym. Eat high fiber foods. Eat a healthy amount of food, wait ten minutes, then ask yourself if you are still hungry. You won't be. Drink lots of water. Replace fattening and processed snacks in your home with fruit.

And don't drink fruit juice, it's just sugar water. Eat the apple if you want one.
