ok fit. Here's the deal.

Currently weigh 183 pounds. In high school i used to be about 155-160 all through out, and that's the weight i wanna be again. I'm currently running about 45 minutes every day and doing weights twice a week. I normally eat at home and i don't drink any soda. The type of things i eat are usually sandwiches i make for myself or small healthy meals my mom makes. I eat about twice a day.. once at around 1 or 2 pm and the other time normally around 7 or 8. i do drink beer about twice a week though. My sleep schedule is kinda fucked. I go to sleep around 4 am normally and wake up around 12. i'm 5'10. My goal is to lose the weight in about 3 months. I know it's not perfect what i'm doing. But if i continue at it.. will be possible to see change? or do i need to change my habits.

Pic related.

If at all possible, cut the alcohol. It supposedly increases estrogen levels, in turn leading to more fat retention. If you absolutely can't, switch to hard liquor that doesn't have as many calories, like vodka. If you're old enough to drink, why is your mom still making you meals?...

Anyway, stick to your program and try to progress every time you go to the gym. Run longer, lift heavier, and do your research. Stay consistent and you will see results.

My mom is not making me meals. She makes the meals for herself, and knows i'm on a plan to lose weight, so she makes extra for me.

Sort your habits first. Get a job, that will sort out your sleep and force you to get out of the house.

Exercise.
Keep drinking beer.

People who say "NO ALCOHOL" are fitfags who hate life.
Alcohol is enjoyable. So fucking enjoy it.

Okay, my apologies OP, it sounded like you didn't.

Stick it out, it sounds like you're doing cardio which is great and weights will help this.

Not sure about your nutrition - 2 meals a day does not sound great. However, I'd stick with what you are doing for a few weeks to see if any pounds come off, I'm sure they will. 20 lb in 3 months shouldn't be too hard to do. I managed recently to shed ~ 6 lb just by replacing big fatty baguettes at lunch time with soup and a brown bread roll - took 4 weeks.
