Well I just have an insane metabolism. Apparently I eat a hell of a lot for someone my size, according to my friends. Trying to eat lots of MEAT these days to aid the muscle growth.

pro-tip: you don't.

Try eating double or triple what you eat now and then complain when you don't grow. Plenty of athletes eat 5000-10000 calories daily and don't grow, sitting around and whining when you're eating 2000 is fucking stupid.

OP do squats then bench presses twice a week and eat a lot. do the squats right before the bench presses as they will make your bench press workout far more effective.

if you can't work up the appetite you'll need get whey protein and drink a shake after each meal (make sure after so it doesn't make you feel too full to eat the meal)

you'll also want to work the biceps and i'd like to see some isolation exercises for the shoulders because they need to be more bulbous. you look like a concentration camp survivor because of those shoulders bro :) (hey you asked for our worst :) )

do calf raises and leg curls as well.

remember, you MUST do legs to release the testosterone you need for upper body development (besides you would look like shit with chicken legs under a big body)

in regards to slowing your metabolism, someone currect me if I am wrong, and I probably am.. but cant you cut the amount of TIMES you eat per day but still eat bulk when you do eat, so instead of eating like 8 meals per day eat like 3 meals a day, and cut brekky to add that extra 1kg a yr haha :P

also kind of diet are you on? on an average day what kind of foods do you eat?

fitday.com calculate what you actually eat, I bet it isn't as much as you'd think. You dont need to eat 5 meals a day, but it makes it easier to eat more throughout the day. EAT LIFT SLEEP!
