hey /fit/. I did abs for a few months but stopped, so recently I gave it another go... I find it difficult to target the lower abs... so, any tips or help? so many different routines out there I'm not sure what to try.pic related. my progress so far.

try hanging leg lifts? I bet if you dropped a few % they would come in better. also, don't neglect good old fashioned sit ups, as that hits your hip flexors, bring it all in together.
i've been doing 100 situps a day for the past couple of months and i just now starting putting my hands flat on the back of my head, i notice more burning on the lower abs so try that

Or you could just... oh, i dunno, lower your body fat so that you can see your abs?If you want your abs to HYPERTROPHY, do weighted exercises. Just like any other muscle.
