just eat a lot of food (oats, eggs, milk, chicken breast, vegetables, beans, lentils, peanut butter, etc) and work out (follow a 5v5 routine, google it). up the amount you eat weekly if you're gaining too slow. or, if you're getting too fat, modify it /slow it down / add more cardio. you're a skinny little twig right now, look like one of those 90 lb alcoholic trailer bums
