Monday: Bench press, crunches
Tuesday: Bench press, crunches
Wednesday: Bench press, crunches
Thursday: Bench press, crunches
Friday: Bench press, crunches
Saturday: Bench press, crunches
Sunday: rest
A buddy of mine has suggested adding squat rack curls is this a good idea?
