Hey /fit/, I've never posted here before, but I was frequent on 7chans /fit/ last year (KC is dead? Is that true?)

Anyways, I'm on the 5x5 program from Stronglifts.com, and it's working out pretty well.

My two questions are, 1) is there anything specifically that I can do to make my pecs more squared off at the bottom instead of being the shape they are now? I can only bench 150 right now, so I still have some ways to go before I get real definition, but I figure'd I'd ask

Second: This pic shows my posture without me sucking in my stomach or anything. I weigh 160, and I'm 5' 10", and I feel like my posture is off, anyway to fix this? (I've heard doing reverse crunches will help)

stronglifts has a whole section on fixing posture.

pec doorway stretch, reverse crunches, birddogs, split squats..tons of shit. Not to mention doing bench/ohp with proper technique improves posture. Just take notice to how you sit when you're at school or on a computer or whatever..dont slouch.

Oh yea, I slouch really bad actually. Does it help if you just force yourself to sit up straight all the time?

there are some exercises for fixing a poor posture on Stronglifts, check them out but they may hurt as hell at first.

I have a lordosis problem and even though hyperextensions and all those exercises should strenghten my back and fix my posture they hurt too fucking much

Before you ask about pec shape, double your bench press. It's silly to ask about it at this stage.

You can't change the shape of them anyway, just maintain a low body fat while keeping your chest exercises strong.

Yeah he is pumping iron atm. His bench has doubled since he lost the restrains of his physical form.
