Best way to sort this? I'm 16 and 5foot 11. I weight exactly 15 stone. I've been doing weights and sit ups for the last few days, but I need to know if theres anything else I should be doing. I'm only drinking water and cut out any sorta junk. Should I carry on like this? I dont aim to be huge muscular, just regular sized.

eh, start light with the cardio so you don't get burned out. do like 25 minutes 3 times a week and then bump it up. keep up with the lifting, as added muscle mass burns extra calories

Start by just walking around your block for about a week. then start doing a slow jog around your block every other day for a couple of weeks until you can do it without getting tired. Eventually you should be able to go a far distance slow jogging, I like to Jog a block, walk a block, its easier on your heart if you are just starting out. Hope this helps.

Pro-tips:
-You don't huge just by lifting alot of weights, it takes years and a good diet for that to happen.
-You're a little to young to be here faggot.
-You won't lose any weight by just doing a few crunches as lifting weights randomely you need to go to your local gym and get informed and ask them to make you an official exercise program.

im just about in your same situation, and the best thing to do is maybe run for like an hour a day, if your not lazy enough, like i am, but ive just been working out every day trying to turn my fat into muscle, and try to eat about 500 cals a day and you should be good
