So i just finished my bowl of OATZ for breakfast. Then I realized I might be doing something really stupid.

I'm trying to lower body fat so my abs can actually show through, but aren't oats for gaining weight?

No. Oats are a good source of fiber, and keep you feeling full.

No, just as long as you don't go overboard whatever your diet program permits.

There's no "rule" that says you can only eat them on a bulk. They're a great breakfast carb, end of story, and you're not doing yourself disfavours by eating it unless you're eating TOO MUCH of it. Bottom line.

Sorry, but I'm new to this and I have a few.

Why are machines so bad?
And also, what free weight exercises can I use to work my triceps and other such muscles? The only free weights I'm doing are for my deltoids and CURLZ.

I do mostly everything in the gym cept benchpress because i heard it is damaging for your neck.

I eat weatbix in the morning everyday and go to the gym for about 1 half hours. 10 mins on tread mill doing 10kms is that a good cardio session?

Same here i usually go for 14 minutes for a 2 mile run (Fatty) and i can't fit any more time in because I have to go to work. I also do HIIT on the days im not lifting in the gym though.

I don't believe that, and if you only have 15 minutes to do some cardio replace it with HIIT.
