Sup fit, just posting my progression and was wondering if im getting decent gains, i think right now i look ok but theres definatly room to improve. ATM i find myself to be a hard gainer maybe because of my age (15, in befor underage /b/) anyways thanks for all the advise youve given me so far! and i look forward to getting to my goal!

you look good man , keep it up

@ the 15 years old : kid is a freak holy shit

Do more overhead pressing and you arn't working your legs or you would have showed us them. Eat more, no one is a hard gainer.

Your improvements are great. Slowly but steadily is the way to go.

If you are form the northen hemisphere, remember that winter is a GREAT season for gaining weight (at the expense of a ripped body, but in winter who cares anyway when you use all that clothes?). Watch your diet, don't just eat for eat, watch your meals and you can gain a lot of mass to chisel in spring-summer.

Proceed.

you look the same

op here, i probably dont work my legs as much as i should, ill definatly do more overhead pressing aswell (shoulders probably look tiny) didnt know winter was a good gaining period but it makes sense. also that other 15yearold is nuts, but he must be on some sort of steroid and if not thats amazing ( im not on steroids nor will i ever be)

Legs excercises are the most complete. You should dedicate one day/week to them.

start gymnastics now

very nice gains actually, and you seem to be staying quite lean also.it seems like you put a lot of weight onto your lats which is awesome for your frame.i hate to be the one to say it,but you shouldnt be lifting to heavy at your age or you could stunt your growth, and being taller is definately more important than being muscular
>> CWheezy !!bJFrM5LONOF
You are really small, I think you should eat more.

It'll be more beneficial for muscle growth, and you can cut later.

Okay.

I'm a woman.

The huge beefy meatheaded lifter look is NOT ATTRACTIVE.

You look kind of short to me, so I'd say 175lbs would be insane.

Also ... yes, lifting can stunt your growth. If it's heavy. That seems to be what you're doing

Haha okay, have fun being fucked up. Bodybuilders scare the shit out of me. They're batshit

You simply feel intimidated standing next to a superior person

Since when does not having an obscene amount of muscle make me inferior?

This is /fit/, not /bodybuilder/

Fitness is all about what you want to accomplish.
There is no universal accepted level of fitness, plus looks are fucking subjective, durr.

If OP wants to get to 175, I'd probably bulk to 200 first, then maybe cut down. Although I'd never cut.

>>434910

Yeah, because 175lbs at 8% bodyfat is obscene.

>>434910
Physical inferiority, that's one.

how tall are you op,height will give a better idea of whats realistic.for example, anything over 5'10 and 175 iant that big and should be easy to accomplish.but if your say 5'6 thats pretty big,and shorter than 5'6 175 is just out of proportion
>> Anonymous
don't try to get too big too quickly or push too hard, you've got another 5 or more years to grow and excessive weights can stunt your growth
>> Anonymous
op here, im 5 7 and i supose 175 at 8% is a little obscene as you say. and i know it will take me 3-5 years to get there. (atleast thats what im expecting) and about staying lean, i have had a single cheat meal in about 8 months and eat EXTREMELY CLEAN but alot.
>> Anonymous
sorry op again, HAVENT had a single cheat meal

there's no such thing as a hardgainer

also, its been my experience that girls who hate muscled guys are insecure about looking worse next to them, or ugly.

every hot girl (8-9/10) i've met, likes a muscular man and is confident enough to be with one
