Semi-Skinny fag here. Lately I've been hitting the burgers and pizza pretty hard. Don't get me wrong, 60% of my meals are healthy, and home-made. But it's often hard to cram in the protein and calories I need, so I've been trying to bulk with fatty foods. And I hate fucking cooking 90% of the time because it's my job.

Herpaderp, is this an acceptable way to bulk?

I don't feel hungry an hour later though. I feel full for the next 3-5 hours.

If you work the fat off you will be fine. Just problem being its shit quality meats and you wont be getting much from it. Just dont be lazy with working out.

It's purely out of convenience. I have 6 salmon fillets, 5 pounds of pork shops, 10 pounds of chicken breast, 10 pounds of turkey breast, 5 pounds of ground beef and 2 steaks in my freezer. Along with a ton of oatmeal and pasta in my cupboard. Tons of canned tuna, eggs, cheese, etc in my fridge.

I just hate fucking cooking it. Shit sux. Only time I feel the urge to cook is my days off, post-workout, and if I had an easy shift.

then next day off, pre-prepare your meals for the week. freeze the ones for later on in the week. refridgerate the ones for earlier. its really not that hard, it'll only take a couple hours, and it'll pay off.

pre-preparing guy again.

eat the nice gourmet stuff early in the week, freeze the freezable stuff for later. i work in the food industry too, and after a day in the kitchen i end up living off supernoodles and other worthless shit. i don't alwyas have the time, but when i do pre-prepare i end up with more free time through the week and things are just generally a lot easier.

I'll try to do it. I'm just trying to figure out what I can make that's easily stored. Any suggestions? I cook food that's nothing like what I eat, and I hate even thinking about a menu plan for home. I ussually fuck around with whatever I feel like or default to tuna/chicken/egg salad or some sort of basic pasta.

Pizza is fine. Get whole wheat dough for more protein and vitamins and even more calories.

McDonald's isn't so fine, but acceptable.

When trying to bulk, I ate pizza all the time because it had everything I needed.

Fat cells don't go away. They multiply when you gain too much weight and they shrink when you lose weight, but they don't go away.
