Sup /fit/, having a problem here that I hope someone understand and can explain to me.

You see, a couple of days ago I started to have these cramps in my right leg (like the growing pains you had as a kid). At first it was kinda easy, thought it was nothing and it didn't hurt so much etc. But yesterday the pain went from like my whole right leg up to my waist and hurts like a bitch when I try to sleep (or doing nothing really). Might also add that it's fine when I'm walking or standing up.

I have no idea why it hurts so much now, but should just alot of walking/stretching sort this out or is it something I have to check at a doctor?

Picture semirelated, my mental image of the pain.

I don't remember having any such "growing pains"...

The kind of pains you got in your leg as a kid (4-10), waking up in the middle of the night when your leg hurts. You never had it once? Most of my friends had it from what I know, or they simply don't remember it.
