Hey /fit/,

My gym membership has expired and I'm moving next week so I'm not buying a new one. I'd go running or biking but there's like a foot and a half of snow on the ground and it's bitingly cold. But I HATE not exercising and I just found out that I get the fitness channel.

Are any fitness programs actually good or are they all for fat, bored housewives? Any recommendations for TV shows or anything else? I'm already doing situps and pushups.

Depending on ceiling hight, skip rope? Or jog in circles in front of your tv? lol

Personally I just bundle up and jog outside anyways, even with the foot of snow we have.

You don't need a fitness show to do tabata bodyweight work or a bunch of burpees.

If it gives you some motivation or something, though, go crazy.

Do Tabata intervals of burpees if you like, or shadowbox. Add pullups and some more calisthenics - air squats, one-leg squats, jumping squats, etc, to your routine.
