Good Multi Vitamin, extra B vitamins, Vitamin D, Fish oil.

The only reason I take the extra B vitamins is because for some reason it helps me wake up faster in the morning.

as long as you're working out, protein will help you get muscles pretty easily. they have the powder at any GNC in big tubs that are almost $50 apiece, but they taste alright if you get vanilla and mix it with milk. but be sure to drink plenty of water too, or you could get kidney stones.

What do you guys think about fish oil? I used to take it to help deal with stress, because I had heard it acted like a mild antidepressant. Which it did, or at least I thought it did- which in the end is just as good. I was wondering what other benefits it offers, I have heard it helps grow muscle. I know my fingernails grew faster when I was taking it...

Helps with skin complexion,joint lubrication (apparently), basically nutrients for the mind etc.

Take a fish oil supplement, you won't regret it.
