What's the fastest way to lose weight, or I guess really a bloated up stomach in 48 hours? I plan to drop a lot of water weight in the sauna in the next 2 days along with my regular cardio HIIT 40-min routine.

In b4 squats, an hero, etc.

I don't do it for the simple fact that i am nowhere near fit enough to be doing it, as is the general majority of /fit/. However if i were to do it on machines (lol) i could do it for 20 mins. The amount of retards in here that seem to think machines are the same cardio workout as running outdoors is outstanding.

PROTIP: Take your ass outside in your shorts and running shoes, have a warmup and then sprint balls to the wall like theres a fucking bear chasing you, see how far you get before failure.
