Any effective ways to get your abs in shape besides situps? Situps always tend to make my lower back sore. I don't have a medicine ball nor do i intend on getting one, my apartment is small enough without unecessary stupid shit taking up more space.

Anyway OP.. compound exercises that work your whole body. I've ended up with sore abs on more than one occasion without realizing I had worked them so hard
