/fit/, whats a good chest work out I can do at home besides push-ups?
all i have is a 15 and 25 pound dumbbell if they will help.

lay on your back on the floor, hold the dumbells out to your side....then pull them together in front of you

deep pushups, as in get 3 chairs, set them up in a tripod position, put your feet on one then one hand on each chair then go down lower than you normally would.

Or put dumbbells in a rucksack and do>>384700or standard press-ups

Mind, you can do any chest exercise really, just include as many reps as you can and do it as fast as possible. You won't build as much muscle, but you'll be burning fat.

Dips work these groups:

Bicep, Tricep, Deltoid, Pectoral (Major), Trapezus dorsi, Trapezus Lateri.

And BTW they will kick your ass!
