i take it right now i started at 270 few weeks ago now i'm about 255 i feel more focused and have more energy before my workouts but as far as weight loss (considering i've changed my diet to low calorie one) it's been going at a slow steady pace. i'm going to up my workout routine and lower my caloric intake by 300 see how that works out but other than that give it a try if it doesn't work for you then it isn't meant for you if it does great! good luck.
