/fit/fags, i'm getting some mixed answers about this question

I'm 6'4 210 pounds and i am trying to find out what is the least amount of calories i can eat before it would be more beneficial for me to just eat.

I have been eating 1600-1800 calories the last couple of days, but some other googling has told me that if i don't eat at last 2000 i'm going to go in starvation mode.

Don't believe everything you read on the internet, especially not from fucking yahoo answers.

You are eating in a defecit of around 500 of your BMR, add in daily exercise and you will be losing approx 2lb a week.
