Crunches Anonymous
What's better, crunches (legs lifted, knees at 90º) or full abbs with feet on the ground stuck (both slow)?

I usually feel it's harder to do crunches.. So i think crunches have more effect...

More weight or more reps?

Aiming for bulking, not resistence.

Not me but pic very related.

as I said in your other one:
Overhead Squats
Back Squats (high bar position + narrow, around shoulder width, stance)
Deadlifts (olympic style)

Will give you substantially more "bulk" around the midsection, abs and obliques than any kind of situps, but at the end of the day, it's the diet that makes the dif.

Me, no direct ab work, just squats and deadlifts, I'm working mobility on overhead squats, aswell as snatches at the moment, full cuts aren't clear because of bad photography (timer is tricky) and I'm bulking (from 3k calories to 5k calories, fat is finally coming, along with alot of muscle) but you get the idea.

Believe me, crunches are good for bulking if you increase weight and do about 12 reps to failure.

seen awesome results with crunches before
