Hey bene/fit/

I'm a senior in high school, and up until my junior year I was always in shape and in sports. I've been a football player and a wrestler, up until last year I stopped (moved to a school with no sports).

I'm around 5'8, 214 pounds, and I have a big belly. I'm uncomfortable most of the time and pretty insecure about my weight.

Before I ask my question let me tell you this, I'm not trying to slim down to fucking 150. I want to turn this fat back into muscle.

How do I control my love for food, whilst still enjoying it? And how can I get back into the muscle man I used to be?

For every 250 calories you eat you have to do a half hour of cardio. So count calories and run.

Can't do it? Well, enjoy your fat.

Go to a school with sports, since you're apparently so retarded that you can't exercise on your own. Problem solved.

The only way I could get myself to put down the fork was to really, truly loathe myself. Every time the craving for nourishing, greasy food hits me I think about how much I hate my disgusting, bloated Amerikkkan body, the belt tightens and life goes on. I know it's not healthy, I know I'm mind-fucking myself, but damned if it doesn't work. Eight months and counting from the start of my weight loss regimen and I've lost 105lb and just hit 22 BMI. I remind myself of that faggot from Dodgeball, the pizza-humping scene is pretty much me in a nutshell. In twenty years the backlash from all this intense self-hatred will probably cockslap me.

So you went from a life long devotion of fitness/sports and in one year you turned into a fatty? Yeah right.

Don't drink soda. Don't eat candy. Don't eat cheetos. Eat well. Lift weights. Do a bit of cardio per week. OMG YOU'RE BACK IN SHAPE. In like 3 weeks, no less. Good job, now go do it.

I can't believe people don't know how shit gets done. Seriously. Is there some sort of retardism going around that I haven't caught yet?

1. keep track of your calories(pain in the ass but you gotta do it)

2. Once you got that down start keeping track of your macronutrients. By that I mean fat, carb, and protein. try to make the ratio somewhere around 20% fat, 50% carbs and 30% protein.

3. Drink water. Seriously, 8 glasses a day is a bare minimum. I personally drink 5 or 6 liters a day. This controls hunger pangs and purifies your body.

4. EXERCISE!!! You said you used to be active so just do it.
