My body is kinda similar to Beth Ditto's, except I'm skinnier through the belly, hips and thighs but have a bigger chest.

I'm currently eating healthier, going out for walks and light jogs (can't exactly run with these saddlebags), doing squatz and eating oatmeal, which are all things /fit/ suggested to me over a month ago.

I have lost weight, however, none of that weight has gone from my breasts. I absolutely know there is no thing as spot reduction...but I was just thought that an overall weight loss would have to mean a slightly small chest as well. Instead I've lost pounds, gone down a couple of clothes sizes and am still wearing the same gigantic bra.

So....what would be best for me next? As much cardio as I can take? Or am I just stuck with large breasts?

I would also suggest swimming, if your chest is causing you discomfort while running.

wait, do you actually WEIGH your boobs?
or can girls tell these things.

either way i love thems types of disproportionate girls =3

>Or am I just stuck with large breasts?

You could be one of those rare people that, even without much extra weight, have large breasts. Chances are, however, that this is not the case.

Obviously, you won't know for sure unless you keep getting the weight off. Additionally, unless you're doing some sort of displacement tests on your boobs, it's hard for a person to tell that weight has been lost on a day to day basis.

So, stick with it. Also, don't let the narcissistic dicks on this board get you down. Love thyself.

genetics ect.

just keep up the cardio till you are fit and not overweight(if that is your goal)

once you hit that spot then you can re-evaluate things, but I dont think that will happen. as most people lose weight in their midsection(stomach ,chest, love handles) the very LAST place when they do lose weight, so keep that in mind

Nope. I don't want to quit. I'm actually pretty committed to this and came here for the next step in my fitness program. Thanks for your reply.

I used to be always slightly over my target weight on the BMI scale, but I always contributed it to my chest. I'd be amazed (and shocked...and probably bitter) if I got to my target weight range and still had a really large chest size.

>>322647
Excellent idea! I just have to find a pool to use and I think I will try that out.

Yup. Any scale works but the food scales or mail scales work best.

Thanks for writing about the last places you lose weight. I'm always baffled that the first place I lose weight is on my back or in my face. Then it's everything else but never chest. Hopefully with more work I can reduce my cup size eventually!

Do you want smaller breasts to reduce pain?
>> Anonymous
>>322680
I want smaller breasts for a variety of reasons: Less back and neck pain. Ability to find clothing and bras. Cheaper bras (the ones I have to buy are 88 bucks a pop right now). Ability to get a sports bra that actually works so I can run again. The chance to not get awkward stares and people saying stupid shit to me. The ability to be more active and limber. Etc, etc, etc.

Then good luck. If nothing works get breast reduction surgery.

GOD DAMN! Well you have my sympathies.

Don't worry too much about it. They'll go down in size eventually. When you get down to your goal weight, they'll probably be much smaller. Your body just tends to hold on to the fat in your breasts more.

Learn to do pull ups at the present moment. They will ease your back pains quite a bit until you actually lose the extra cups.
>> Anonymous
Fuck you.

You're lucky, bitch, appreciate it. And if you cardio, get a damn good bra or them bitches gonna tear up inside and sag.

I'll be over here with my post-weight loss a-cups.

LOL. No offense, but a heavy girl being able to do pullups extremely unlikely

>>322784
Learn to do.

As in get a few dumbells and start doing rows, shit like that, you know?

If she goes to a gym, there's a pull up assistance machine more then likely. More or less anyone can do some on them.

well, the back work alone would help her problem, but it's probably not going to happen unless she weighs less than 120

Really? I'm lucky? I'd like to see you try to deal with these tits. I'd much rather be flat-chested like you then have huge saggers.

You're a bitch. Do not think you have it that bad. Whereas you have back problems and can (and will) decrease your breast size with more diet and exercise (honestly, honey, a few walks and light jobs for a few weeks isn't going to show significant changes), I can't grow these bitches. At all. Ever. I don't get to have bouncy booby cleavage fun time because I basically have limpy tennis balls on my chest. Nobody stairs at tiny boobies.

Keep working out, girl, they'll decrease. And they'll keep decreasing in turn with the fat all over the rest of you. I keep thinking I've lost as much as I can in my tits, and they just continue to shrink.

I meant "jogs."

Also, if you had tiny titties, you'd be super disproportionate as a fatty. Like I was.

I think anyone who would want my chest would more then likely regret it later in life.

A couple of years ago when I was healthy and in a healthy weight range I had E-F cup breasts. On a girl that is 5'1-ish and healthy, it looks and feels painful and awkward. I then gained weight and while I did fill out more in the hips, my breasts swole up and I'm now in the I-L cup range. Since losing weight, the hips have gone away but the huge breasts have stayed, which looks even more awkward then how I was before.

I'm all for busty and curves or being sexy at whatever size you are, but this is a little extreme for me personally. I'm not worried about people staring at me in admiration...I just want to feel...free?

Sorry your weight-loss affected your chest size so much though.

I'm a 32EE but would take an AA cup right now given the chance, and I'm taller then you.

How fat are you now? If you are a whale, then its normal. If you are just "chubby", then I suggest looking into breast reduction surgery.

FUUUUUUUUUUCK.. My own gf only has DDs.

Anyway a friend of mine in Weight Training class was a big tomboy and she did whatever she could to work out and reduce her breast size. She herself stated it was possible through cardio and dieting. The only thing I can do here is reiterate what everyone else said with her testimony. Keep at it, they're usually the last part of your body to lose fat.

Good luck.
