Should I do my workout during the day or night? How soon after/before sleep should I do it?

It usually consists of 3 sets of 15 pulldowns, situps, and crunches, and then at least 10 minutes on the cycle.

just keep 2 hours between your workout and bedtime. Some people say doing it in the morning kickstarts your metabolism, but i've personally felt no difference.

Why 2 hours?
>> OP
Also, should I have breakfast/dinner before or after the workout?

There is a sort of afterburn effect after you work out that kind of energizes you. I've found the two hour mark to be a good enough buffer for myself. Also I usually drink a liter of water before my workout, and another liter during, and then some form of protein after my workout (shake, tuna, chicken, egg white, etc). So I guess that would be eat after the workout. I don't think it matters to much thought.

Depends. If you do cardio first thing in the morning, before breakfast, you can burn through losts of bodyfat, as your body is gonna go looking there for energy after fasting for however long you were asleep.

I'm told that if you do cardio later in the day however, particualry after a weights workout, that you will burn more calories AFTER the workout, it keeps your metabolism higher or something.

TL;DR Before breakfast, cardio will burn fat like a madcunt. But you wont have much energy to do it.

Prolly good to eat something before getting into cardio.

Or drink water.

Water yeah (although the op could figure this one for himself) Eating, not so much, as the whole point is you HAVE'NT eaten anything, so your body has to use fat as fuel.

Doing a light protien shake with BCAA's first thing would stop the body from catabolising muscle though, although would add extra calories, which op might wanna dodge.

I've heard that you can actually lose muscle from doing that.
