Ok /fit/ I need some help. I worked on a farm for most of my life and I never really needed an exercise program. When I left home I was 6'3 168lbs but now 10 years later of running a retail store and being generally Lazy I am a staggering 210lbs... What (Besides diet because I have already started that) would be a great way to loss the weight... I am not trying to tone or muscle build... just weight loss.
Stop spending so much time on 4chan.
Cardio.Jogging, bicycling.
Good luck losing weight and looking half way decent if you don't want to build muscle.
