I work in a fairly active work place with a reasonable amount of moderate lifting and moving of boxes etc. and things like this, if it helps. This is pretty much my daily diet;Banana - 420kj [avg.]99% Fat Free Flavoured Milk 600ml - 1050 kj, 3g fat, 30g sugarLean Beef Burger - 1050 kj, 8.1g fat, 6.4g sugarSubway Sandwich - 1500 kj, 6g fat, 15.7 g sugarApple - 220 kj [avg.], 10g sugar [avg.]Throughout the day I drink water and sugarless drinks like Pepsi Max for example. You need to space out your meals more. While it's not bad, it's not good either.Where is the veggies brah? Not enough fiber. Subway is an illusion of healthy.Also we need your info, weight, height, age etc.
