hey /fit/
I'm 17 and weigh about 120 pounds.
I'm fine with my being skinny and all but my for some
fucked up reason my upper arms are moar skinny than my forearms.
what would be a good way of building some muscle in my upper arms? doing push ups I guess?..
Also I have 8 pound weights somewhere in my room if those could be of any use.

Dude.. We're like the same. I'm 5'11 and weigh 116. My forearms are bigger than my biceps which makes me look even more skinnier. I tend to wear sweaters and long sleeve shirts as much as possible. When I do wear shirts, I wear short sleeve shirts with long arms and always double-layer. Become a curl jockey, and eat lots of PB. When your sick of it, eat more PB.

work out triceps and biceps and shoulders. hell just work out ur entire upper body muscles you skinny ass. and 8 pound weights are too small to help you make any significant gains in muscle mass. unless ur as skinny as the poor nigra in the pic.

u wanna work everything. if u got a pull up bar do pull ups, regular and reverse.

if not, do push ups, regular, tricep, wide angle.

then see if u can get some heavier dumbbells and do some dumbell shrugs.

on top of that , eat a ton of protein.

I weigh about 135 at 5, 11", still skinny as fuck but I'm more muscle than anything at the moment.

Just eat more, get your proteins, shitload of carbs, REMEMBER FIBRE and more protein. Also, squatz and dipz.
