The one thing that I hate about puting weight on is trying to reach my calorie goal. It's hard because healthy foods do not provide many calories in comparison to fatty foods.

Can I cheat by eating some fatty foods to make up the difference? Healthy foods just aren't providing me with enough calories.

I weigh 134lbs at 5'9. I've put on 5lbs over the last month and I am really struggling. I am trying very hard to eat as much as I can.

Today I ate: Two bowls of cereal, a banana, two sausages on bread, two steaks, a fried egg, a bowl of pasta, a tuna sandwich, an apple and I still haven't reached my calorie goal.
