chest - i hate doing chest, but if i must chose, i say bench press back - row from the floor shoulders - standing press (actually my favorite lift) legs, ass - squat entire posterior chain - rack pull (not a big fan of deadlifts)
things i don't like: any presses with dumbbells (they make me pinch a nerve somewhere, so i get tingling in my hands while doing them), isolation moves, smith machine squats (stupid bar path), decline bench (i get dizzy), high reps - low weight, ...
