Hey /fit/, what's a faster way to increase my pullups/pullups - just do lots of them, or row and bench hard and heavy?
Relevant to my interests
Focus mainly on just doing lots of them. My pullups never really increased until I just started doing them allllllll the time.
ZC - rest in peace - could do 20 doorsill pullups from a dead hang, and all he did was DEADLIFTS SQUATS BENCHES ROWS OVERHEADPRESSES POWERCLEANS and SNATCHES.
you should aim to improve strength in the muscles that are used in the pullup motion. Fortunately all these muscles can be worked at once by doing pullups.
