Hello. I'm a girl in my late teens, and although I'm not the most active I walk everywhere instead of driving. I usually walk a couple of miles from place to place everyday, and also go out for walks for about half an hour to an hour each evening.
I eat a small lunch every day and a regular sized meal at dinner time, and drink black coffee (no sugar) water and diet coke. How healthy would you say this is? I've had some people say they're worried about me ending up too thin, but I don't see a problem with it.
Picture unrelated.

drink juice instead of diet coke.

at least it tastes better.

Don't drink diet soda. switch to seltzer or something. those fake sweeteners are horrible.
too skinny is not hot, but less not hot that too fat.
eat 3 hardboiled eggs per day. one w/ each meal.

I don't eat breakfast. Most of the time the thought of eating makes me feel really sick so eating lunch and dinner feels like more than plenty to me.

you definitely need more oatmeal for breakfast

Bad move. Back-of-the-envelope math says you're on the way to skinnyfatness. That's where you store fat and eat your muscles due to lack of food. I can't see where small lunch + regular dinner is going to be above 800 calories or so. NOT ENOUGH.

The thing is I actually feel as though I'm going to throw up at even the thought of eating. It's really hard for me to eat even the two meals, any more would be awful.

skipping breakfast is the worst

Then it appears you have an eating disorder. Go see a doctor and a therapist.

This. Unless you start eating right (and that includes eating enough food, and on a proper schedule) and perhaps lifting a few weights, you're going to be wimpy and flabby your whole life. Best-case scenario: you're scrawny, wimpy, and flabby. If you were to add another hundred calories to lunch and add a healthy 300 calorie breakfast, you'd be much better off. It's good that you're walking, but without eating the fuel to support yourself, you're using energy you don't have.

Is it a body image thing? Like are you actively trying to lose weight? Either way it sounds pretty serious if you feel sick at even the THOUGHT of eating...maybe you need to see a psychologist or something.

Yup, go see a doctor. If you really feel the need to vomit at the thought of food, then you have a much larger problem. And maybe start working in a tiny breakfast every day, and slowly work up to bigger meals. It's the most important meal of the day.

I'm not trying to lose weight, I'm reasonably happy with my appearance.

Then it's an aversion to the eating itself? You may just need to work more food into your day. When you feel the difference between "starving you" and "fully-fed you", you won't want to go back. Assuming you exert yourself at all during the day, the difference in your strength will be night and day. It's really obvious when lifting weights, but it extends to everything you do. As a chronic undereater myself (I do it by accident) I can tell you this from experience.

An eating disorder sounds pretty serious though, it can't be anything as bad as that.

It's a fear of gaining weight. To be honest, you're probably on your way to anorexia; there must be some reason, subconcious or otherwise, why you're afraid of eating.

Then how do I fix it?

Anorexia Nervosa is a psychological illness characterized by fear of putting on too much weight. This usually leads to malnutrition and poor eating habits.

In your case, eating more.

Like I said, seek professional help (psychologist or something). You say you're reasonably happy with the way you look, but there's obviously something holding you back from eating.

Thanks for your opinions

Ignore these people...You're a teenager, and you're eating lightly. When you start to not eat on purpose, regardless of the hunger pains, then you need to seek help. Don't think you're becoming anorexic because you don't pig out at every meal.
