Workout Supplements? Anonymous
Oh hai /fit/
I want to bulk up and get my upper body toned quickly, and it's taking forever right now. I think steroids are probably too dangerous, and i wouldn't even know where to find them anyway, but are there other kinds of supplements that might help me with less side effects? I heard glutamine after a workout was a great idea, and there's a lot of buzz going around about nitric oxide supplements used to improve blood flow to the muscle, but something smells fishy there, so I don't want to go spend money on some hyped up bullshit... What supplements does /fit/ take to improve strength and recovery time after workouts? (already taking proteine post-workouts).

no-explod 20mins before your workout. Makes you think that your muscles aren't fatigued after 20 seconds of rest.

OP Here. I just looked it up and it looked like a mix of creatine, gatorade powder and nitric oxide.

Which of those would make me rage? It actually doesn't sound like a bad deal to me, since i think getting all those separately would cost me a small fortune (albeit, would last longer), and would be hard to dose properly.
