hey /fit/ I just want to apologize if it feels like you get this question everyday, but I really need help.I'm 19, and about 8 Months ago I got a membership to a gym, and I didnt really know much there. Just kinda went in, ran 20 minutes, got my heart rate up , and walked around and different machines. I started seeing results , this lasted about 3 months before I had to cancel my membership.. Well now I'm starting to get as flabby as I was before I started my gym membership, and I was wondering what would be a good workout for someone who is completely broke, just what I can do around the house. The past 3 or so days I've been waking up, doing crunches/pushups, then stretching then going for a run, come home and eat peanut butter on toast, shower, and be done.. Is this the best workout for me?The results i'm looking to achieve , is just to lose the flab and be nice and firm, with a little muscle mass. When I went to the gym they told me to just to eat protein protein, protein. But since I don't have a weight bench, Im guessing this isn't as good for me anymore. Here is a current picture of me, if you can please help me out any I will appreciate it a lot.
Pic reminds me of Bisping. :3
Crunches/Push-Ups/Pull-Ups then run. If you don't have a pull up bar then go invest in one and find somewhere to put it, it's worth it in the long run.
Not OP here:What if I suck doing Pull Ups, what should I do?

>>176154if you suck just do as many as you can at a time, even if that is one, then whenver you walk past your bar, do as many as poss, after a while you will be able to do more and more.keep doing this and will get you in shape.
