sup /fit/,

I workout like 3-4 times a week and I've never worried about my nutrition. Recently, I've read an article about how nutrition can improve or decrease your efficiency. I was wondering what I should eat before and after my routine. I'm not much into supplements and shake, so I'm looking for something relatively natural and simple to consume.

OP here: That's too specific and relatively hard to get.

Eat pasta before you go working out, full of Carbs = energy
Eat protien before/after/near the time of working out, protien is what muscles need to be creatededed assuming you want that.
protien is in fish, chicken, and pretty much all other meats. Fish and chicken are the best, eggs too.
search other foods on internets for Carbs and Protien.

What the fuck kind of place do you live in?

Even the lowest of the low third world nigger countries have chicken and rice. If you live in an area where you don't hunt for your food most likely you can get a banana and some nuts too.
