Hey /fit/ since school started up my eating schedule has been fucked up. I've got class from 9am to 1220pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Would a protein bar be a good substitute for a meal? Which would you guys recommend?

Protein bars are supplements, not substitutes for a meal.

But I don't see which meal that schedule is obstructing, if 4h20 (+ the time to get to school and back home) is too long then yes, eat a protein bar in between but it's not going to last long.

There are worse things than protein bars to be eating. Unless you're trying to get into contest shape, it shouldn't be an issue.

Meal replacement shakes for starters, EAS or something, there are also Met-RX Big 100 replacement bars.
