Dried fruit, nuts, fresh fruit, cinnamon, honey, cottage cheese, cereal, hot chocolate mix, protein powder, etc.
Or make protein pancakes. (equal parts oats and cottage cheese, an egg, mix or use a blender, doesn't matter, and sweeten it with honey or whatever you want.)

a fried egg
brown sugar and maple syrup (real maple syrup; classic, and if you don't overdo it, still quite healthy. brown sugar has less carbs per volume than white sugar, and grade-B maple syrup has a surprising amount of nutrients)
i sometimes like to mix in some sweet baby ray's bbq sauce, again not overdoing it
protein powder is always good, makes a really good balanced breakfast

I buy green granny smith apples for my oatmeal. I cut it up and toss the diced pieces into the oats just as they are about done cooking on the stove. I find that the apple gives it a good taste and smell - that covers up the fact that I did not add any other sugar or milk or anything.

Another hint, look for 'steel cut oats'. My local store sells them in a 1.5lb bag in the spice aisle. Nutty, healthy, less processed. I find them pretty acceptable tasting for being so healthy.

2 dashes of cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and you have one fucking delicious treat..I also drop an ice cube or 2 if it's too hot since I can't stand it when it's hot/warm
