Hey /fit/ denizens.I've been getting into Parkour and I'm enjoying it thoroughly. However, I want to put my university fitness center pass to use and actually come up with a weight plan to follow. My goals for this include upper body strength (for pulling/pushing myself up) and a more explosive vertical jump. Really, I'd also like the visual definition, because who doesn't want it?Naturally I can assume I'll be doing squats (SQUATZ) for the vertical jump and pushups/chinups/bench for the upper body. Situps for the abs and really, that's it, right?The only thing I'm hazy on is numbers. How do I figure out what weight/reps is good for me? Should I just work until failure? Do an inverted pyramid of weight?tl;dr, I'm competant, just don't know how to plan my workout. Halp.Pic related.
