i ve decided to start running 3 miles every weekday but every time i get back to my house i am super hungry wat does i eats to keep on track for my weight loss but still kill mah hungers ?

Eat a banana or some bread to replenish your lost carbs. Don't gorge on it, but half of being fit is eating right to fuel your body. If you're hungry you're lacking something.
