How does /fit/ make time spent doing crunches go by faster/easier?

hold a textbook under your head while you do themharder, but faster
Stopped doing crunches and started doing cable pull downs and hanging leg raises. Never boring though border line torture :)

I do bicycles and have fun shouting/yelling. I try to time it as well to see how fast I can knock them out. Basically they are the most boring thing I do in my day.
