You can only post to this thread if you squat >=200lbs.

ITT: What was your starting squat weight, and how long did you have to exercise before you could squat 200lbs?

I started at 100lbs to be on the safe side and it took just under 3 months. Oddity: my body fat and my weight have not changed in that time, but there is visible improvement. WTF?
