Dieting HALMAN
Hey, fitness gurus, I have a situation to describe to you. I eat less than anyone I know. I'm just not hungry. but I'm overweight, which is the problem. I've noticed I'm taking in from 300-750 calories a day from soda. if I cut that out, will I get hungry more, or will I just lose weight with no real effort?

yeah, I eat decently well. unless triscuits are much worse for me than I thought, as they are somewhat of a staple food for me. them and corn flakes.

ah, I understand now. dried cranberries. I'll look into it, though I prefer grain over fruit.
