People are the same weight & height do not look the same. You have to take into account body fat & muscle mass. You can have a 180lb guy with little fat and a good amount of muscle and another guy with no muscle and alot of fat. Do not use your weight as a standard measure, body fat % is a better way for tracking your progress. And no, i very much doubt 18lb is water weight.
