im gonna start a new circuit of :

10 squats
10 deadlifts
10 renegade dumbell rows
10 overhead presses
and then 2-3 minutes of skipping

im thinking of repeating 3-4 times

does /fit/ think i could improve it by adding in anything?

if you want size, it's high reps low weight
if you want strength, it's low reps high weight
