Alright /fit/. I just had a bowl of cheerios (about three-four cups worth) and milk. Next up I'm making a large bowl of cheerios with a banana chopped up in it, and then two eggs. What else should I have?
I'm 19, 117 lbs, and 5'9".

I feel your pain dude. I'm 20 years 140 lbs and 5'5", and that's after a year of weight lifting. If you have a chipotle around, that is your new best friend. BTW, get double rice and double meat for a 2000 cal burrito.
