for my job I walk all day. Just walk walk walk 6-7 hours a day. I don't get tired anymore and I never get sore, but I want to. Is there anything I can do differently to make walking a more intense workout?

I've had wrist and ankle weights before, but they were really bulky and silly looking. I don't think my boss would let that fly. Anything else less conspicuous I could try?

Ankle weights also tear the fuck out of your knees and hip joints. AVOID.

Wear a loaded backpack on the job if you can.
