Ok. So here's my problem. Flat out.

I'm a 6'2" guy at 150 lbs. I've been going to the gym for about 3 months now...off and on, I try and run everyday...and recently have been running 30 minutes each day I go. Roughly 3 to 4 times a week. I have a sporatic work schedule. I don't really have a routine, though. I have pretty much no muscle anywhere. I'm vegetarian, mostly eating raw vegetables and being borderline vegan. I have pretty much nothing on my torso...
but here's the weird thing.
I have BGAS.

It's like my body fat has concentrated exclusively below my waist.

tl;dr - I read that you can't workout a specific area and expect to lose weight from there.BGAS Is there anything I can do, though?

it's actually gone up. I was 146 for awhile.
I don't get it, though. like 2 months ago I was around 160...and now I'm 150...with no visible difference.
