Breakfast- Strawberry yogurt with wheat germ

Dinner- Corn on the cob, half of a small chicken, stir-fried Brussels sprouts & green beans

Protein Shake, about 45g. Milk, Strawberries, Banana. 2 tablespoons of Udo's Choice

Cereal snack before that, real meal before that was Rice + Chicken Breast, water

and for salad:

Just ate lunch and it was amazing.
1 can Hormel Turkey Chili (awesome source of protein without the fat) and I mixed in some Birdseye Steamfresh Super Sweet Corn, and a little Louisiana Hot Sauce. It was delicious!!!
Very filling, like 250 calories, and healthy, try it.

Also drank a Fuze Strawberry Melon fruit drink.

It's actually very simple,
I get a frying ban, throw in a little butter and some chopped onions, let them marinate a bit, then get a can of the whole canned tomatoes, chop them up some and put the tomatoes AND the juice in the marinated onions. Then just cook on medium heat, stirring frequently until the tomato water/juice has boiled out, it takes 20 minutes or so. Salt and Pepper to taste. Then just scramble some eggs, put the eggs on some buttered toast or english muffin, and pour the tomato mixture on top.

It's an easy recipe and it is insane delicious.

In between meals I occasionally ate fruit or trail mix.

Lunch - Turkey sub on whole wheat, extra meat, with half of the bread immediately thrown away.
Pre-gym/dinner - 1/4 chicken with 1 cup whole grain rice and mixed veggies. Also, protein shake.
Post-gym - Protein shake, other 1/4 of chicken from previous meal, cup of blueberries.
