I was told this is the best place for advice/criticisim on working out.so /fit/, can you help me save this when i have a schedule where i work 8 hr physical labor jobs 5 days a week then have summer courses that take up the other 2. i dont get home till around 9:40pm so any tips?
What's your goal? Stronger, get _Starting Strength_. DoggCrapp training times go fast (20 minutes for 3 oly. lifts, maybe).
