sup /fit/, is losing 600 calories enough?

losing 200 on a 20 minute session of cardio each time and doing that 3 times a day, eventually gonna try to do it all in one session but not now

should I be shooting for moar or less?

my intake is around 2k-2200 i'm guessing

strictly water, fruits & veggies + lean chicken/turkey/pork

pretty much just do 20m when i wake up, 20m in the afternoon and 20m at night

600 should be a pretty good amount
I think it's supposed to take approx 1800 calories for daily body mainetnance so if you're burning 600 off 2200 then you're coming out ahead and should lose 200 calories a day, so in about seventeen days you should lose a pound. You'll lose it faster if you keep it around the 2k range though :}
