I notice that guys seem to like sorta muscular athletic bootylicious girls now. I'm wondering how I myself can get this body. I'm fat and dykish at the moment but once I lose the fat I'll work on this.

How much do fitness girls like this lift? How heavy do I have to go with the weights to do this? I understand that cardio alone just burns fat, to really get shapely you have to do lunges, squats etc. How hard do I have to hit the weights to be like this?
