hi guise, so I got this bench like 2 weeks ago, any ideas how to workout on that to lose fat and get sixpack? actually Im doing 3 workouts per week 3 series 30 tries each with about 45sec break every series. It's going pretty good imo so far but I appreciate your ideas

That program isn't something you're going to want to increase in, when you can actually do it all then you're set for abs.
