Forgot to give diet regimen :
Breakfast Skim Milk + Bagel(Cream Cheese)/Cereal [100-300 cal.] Lunch Sandwich + Water [~250 cal] Dinner Rice [~300 cal] Overall ~1000 cal (Also taking vitamin supplements just in case, Costco brands)
I'm trying to lose weight in order to lose the extra baggage. Because of this, hopefully, by the end of April I'll have lost the extra baggage, if not, hopefully by end of May. I'll post pictures every week, one picture for each day (only front and side) and bump this topic rightfully so.
