/fit/I need some advice for treating acne. I have tried all of the mainstream products(Proactive, neutrogena, Clean & Clear, ect.) and none of them have had any positive effect. My Acne is rather mild and tends to only appear on the right side of my face; the reason for this is still unknown. I changed my pillow cases every three days, drink plenty of water, and have a balanced diet.So tell me, what type of regime do you have and what tips could you offer?
Tetracycline for me. Started using it two months ago and I've had maybe three zits since then.
lurk moar, we have these threads almost everyday

Doxycycline was the only thing that cleared mine up, I took it for 3 weeks and had no acne for 3-4 months after. I still use Proactiv and I only get 1 or 2 pimples, whereas before I'd have an average of 10 at any time.
