'sup /fit/

I've started going to the gym lately, but I'm struggling to motivate myself to actually go. Once I'm there I'll do 90 minutes or so and feel good for it.
Can /fit/ help?
Also, the aforementioned gym 'routine' is to bulk up, does /fit/ recommend any fitness/bulk drinks to help, or are they all crap?

Takes 21 days to break a habit- so start going?

I used to be VERY lazy about the gym and put off going to it, even though I knew I would feel great once I went.
Don't think about just merely "going to the gym" like it's a chore, but think of it like a necessity. Remind yourself how fun it is and make sure you have enough incentives.
Look at yourself in the mirror and think "I NEED to go" or something like that.

Buy a bark collar and strap it to your testicles. Whenever you have thoughts about not working out, yell at the collar.

Pretty soon you'll learn to not have those kind of thoughts.

Also treat yourself whenever you get up and walk out the door to go to the gym. Pretty soon you'll remember "going to gym = treat. Not going to gym = ball zapping."

90 mins is too much for a bulking routine. You should be doing around 60 mins max.

Perhaps if you reduced how long you were spending at the gym it wouldnt seem like such a chore?

I usually break it into 30 minutes of cardio (Xtrainer, Bike & Rowing machine) and then 60 minutes of weights.

Still too much?
