so /fit/ what is the best weight gainer out there? i used to use serious mass and it did alright i guess. i'm to lazy to make sure i eat right all the time so a weight gainer is pretty much needed for me. preferably something with some creatine in it.

If you look anything like the dude in the picture you shouldn't even think about taking creatine yet.

Anything with tons of protein, carbs, and calories is fine. Then again food always > shakes. Always.

Yep, obviously you're making some progress but food and good heavy compound lifts will do you more good than creatine ever could. Eat, lift, rest, grow. That's all beginners need!

Most weight gainer protein powders are shit. Most of them will just be full of empty calories like sugar and fat. I've seen some brands with more than 60 grams of sugar. You might as well just add a cup of sugar, to your whey shake to make it the same as most weight gainers.

The best weight gainer is food, and lots of it. Weight gain shakes are useful for those extra few calories but cant be compared to a meal

You need to wear sunscreen on your chest before you get perma-red and/or end up with skin cancer.

You've got a good base, more than I had when I started. I usually stick with Cytogainer (choco) cause it tastes the best out of anything I've tried. 2 cups of milk, 4 scoops, one cup of oats and an egg usually nets me around 80g of protein. I only really use it after workouts or when I don't have time to make food.

Better to have more than less, I suppose.
