>>196203but my house just always lacks food, so I usually eat out.
month number one
buy a mega sack of oatmeal eat the biggest bowl of it you can every morning. figure out how to enjoy it, and do so. do that for a month.
month two
start looking to clean up your protein. cut out pork and beef, unless we are talking trimmed and lean. favor chicken breasts, skinless, and tuna or salmon and eggs for your protein. take any vegetable oil other than olive oil and throw it out. butter is OK, but that little stick better last you a month. next, find a legume that you can enjoy. try out lentils, black beans, kidney, white beans, peas, etc. start building your food around complex carbs and clean protein. work a single piece of fruit into your diet every single day. apple, banana, orange. whatever. like salads? good. use them.
month three try to stop eating bread except on cheat day(s), and only buy from a bakery, and no white bread.
do a six day on the above diet mods, and one day of cheat day per week. also, every couple of months, schedule an entire cheat week (can coincide with holidays, birthdays, etc.). without these cheat days, you will burn out and resume your poor habits.
good luck anon
