Ok /fit/, I realize you are more about fitness than sickness, but this shit is driving me crazy.
I've got some kind of relatively rare ear infection (the doctor said he only sees it two or three times a year, and then excitedly called in another doctor to look), but cutting to the point: There is a ridiculous amoung of pressure on my right ear, such that all outside sound is heavily muffled and my own speech (and couhging, oh boy!) reverberates inside my head.
Is there a way to reduce this pressure, or am I boned until 4 days from now when the infection should be cleared up?

Pic obviously related.

This. OP is fucking retarded.

PS. Ear infections result in adults (typically) because of illness/infection which clogs up the tube that normally allows drainage from your ear. Once the illness is cleared out, so are the tubes and life returns to normal.

I didn't think to ask the doctor, as when I went the pressure wasn't this bothersome. But thanks for calling me retarded.
