I work as a handyman for 152 appartments in 4 buildings, physical work all day, up and down stairs all the time.

I've been doing some exercise for about 3 weeks now and I already see a little difference, but I want to optimize my time and since I come back from work somewhat burned out sometimes, I can't do as much as I would like.

I really just want to lose some belly fat and get lean and cut, don't really want to build up muscles except pecs because I'm prone to get very big in mass and I don't want that, all I've got now I have without any previous training or exercise except for the last 3 weeks.

Here's my routine when I come back from work:

Jog for 15 mins
25 x sit ups
15 x push ups
25 x sit ups
15 x push ups

And I don't count the chin ups I do on the bar every time I pass under it during the day, 5 at a time.

Oh ho ho, very clever Anon. Watch your diet as well, since that's extremely important when it comes to cutting fat.

Don't worry your fear of getting too big won't happen easily even if you work your ass off to be big.

Do a lot more cardio if you are trying to lose weight and you need to be hitting some serious mass on a bench for great pecs.

To lose belly fat: a fifteen minute cardio is NOT enough. Trying something more effective, like HIIT workouts, those are better for burning fat faster.

For pecs: lots of bench, incline, decline, wide grip, narrow grip, and dumbell flys.
