6 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs, 2 peanut butter and jam sandwiches, 1 bowl of cream of wheat or oatmeal, 1 orange or grapefruit or apple, 2 glasses of water, 1 cup of Rooibos tea, 1 salmon oil supplement, and 1 slow release multi-vitamin.
I try to switch it up not and then though. I do the reverse diet though which is biggest meal in the morning and then gradually smaller meals as the day goes on so that your smallest meal is at night.
I always have a shit ton of energy through the day because of this.
