got a few question /fit/how long do bulking/cutting phases usually last and whats the recommended minimum time to do one or anotheralso is it better to just cut like crazy till you are at your desired frame then bulk up? I've cut for a few months and lost plenty of fat but i still have some stomach fat to go that I dont see going away with just lifting and eating cleanand also when cutting is the loss of muscle that substantial, like I said i cut for a few months but recently I've just been eating clean and lifting for 2 months. would I lose all that I've gained if I went back to cutting till I hit my goal?
