tl;dr, thinking of joining the Airforce, but doing personal BT while also being a lazy asshole, running in place while watching movies.

Cardio seems to be my weakest area, since I already meet the exit requirements for BT for pushups

Anyway, I'm getting this specific, localized, hard pain (no radiation, throbbing, just feels like a rock is lodged or something) just to the right of my sternum.

Just wondering if there's any cure/cause/anything that is worth knowing about it?

yeah, it's your heart telling you to stop being a lazy asshole. Keep PTing and he'll ease up

But it doesn't hurt doing other cardio, which is what confuses me, also being on the right not left side.

During cardio, up to 200 BPM, it doesn't hurt.... but doing this, it's like there's a rock lodged right inbetween ribs right nexto the sternum...

Are you sure? D:

Guardie here. it happens to everyone no matter what. try streaching that side out more next time

... stretching out my sternum?

The point in my ribs I mentioned is barely offset from my sternum, it's not at all on the side ._.

Here is my suggestion.

Before your next workout, Eat a giant greasy hamburger with a big 4 egg omelet filled with cheese, bacon and butter. Then, before you go to bed, Set your alarm clock an hour early on maximum volume, and place them next to your ears.
