>>312458 I would go with sweet FA. maybe start trying one handed push ups, at least to offer more resistance. but if that is too much try the following and make the one hands a goal. try close in hands for more tricep work, wide for pecs high for pecs low for shoulders. moving where your hands are makes a big difference. also try claps for power. add weight to your back ie. backpack of text books?
