Dear, /fit/ I have been on a yoyo weight gain/lossmy whole life. I start losing weight, then i get depressed or feel crappy about how i look then i eat.I weigh about 240 and i am about 5ft 10in or 5ft 11inI recently have switched to a diet of protein that is healthier, ( steamed/ grilled or baked) increased my vegetable and fruit intake, and have taken fiber as a way to help digestive tract purge my system.My portions are smaller, i eat more frequently. But then there are those days in between my allowance where i don't have money while at school, and thus i do not eat, and then i end up eating a lot more.So on top of trying to lose weight, i am also trying to be healthy and fight anorexia.I also do alot of crunches everyday! about 500 a day.with jogging or sprints and then a bunch of squats and yoga.i would like to improve and get fast results by my senior year of high school...Comment too long.
