Ok, I just got some BCAA Pills on the advice of a friend and the bottle tells me to take 3 servings a day. When I bought them though, the guy at the store told me to only take them twice a day (once in the morning, once at night) and then some other dude told me to only take them at night. When the fuck do I take these things for maximum gains? I want to lose fat and bulk up (original right??) and I currently take protein powder and L-glutamine in a shake after my workout and I take a multivitamin and a fish oil pill once a day with a meal. I've been working out for about a year if this is relevant.
What's it say on the bottle?
My bad, didn't see it in the post. Take what it says on the bottle for starters, then see if you like the results.
The bottle tells me take 2 pills three times a day, once in the morning, once in the evening and once post-workout/mid-day
