Hey /fit/,

Next month will be my most ambitious work-out month to date. I want to go pretty balls out so that I can be in pretty good shape by August.

Now, I've been working out for a while now and can now see real gains in terms of both physical appearance and general fitness. My question to you is about supplementation.

Right now I take (daily):
2 satchels of Myoplex Protein Supplement (42g protein)
1 serving of my own blend of micellar casein and whey protein (even mix - 52g protein)
4g CLA (2g in the morning, 2g at lunch)
2 multivitamins (GNC mega men sport, 1 in the morning, and 1 at lunch).

I've been thinking of adding caffeine to my workout again. I notice that it helps me with my cardio rather substantially. I was going to do this by taking cytolean again. 4 caps. 2 in the morning, 2 at lunch.

Is this a bad idea? Will I be on too many supplements?

Just use 1 serving of casein and whey protein 30 or 40 mins before sleep.
