I think my squat form is wrong and I might be seriously harming my knees?
I wonder if my foot position is correct but everything else, as far as I know is right.

is it normal to have some knee pain while squatting?

Are you squatting deep? Or are you doing half squats? Stopping right at parallel actually puts more stress on your knees than going deep.

I'm squatting deep. I probably should record myself next time so teh internets can see... I'll have to get help to set that up but whatever.

Also my family has a history of bad knees and I have psoriasis and might have related arthritis from that in joints including knees so hopefully I'm not just completley fucked since SQUAATTZZZ are my second favorite lift (behind deadlifts). :(

although it's a much better work out if you do, your not supposed to go past half, it's horrible on your knees in the long run

if you have a history of arthritis your going to be hurting either way when you turn 40, so don't fuck it up any more then you have to

just do more weight or reps with half squats and throw in some other workouts to make up for it
