Every night for the past week I have been doing the following:
Eating Healthy.
500 Crunches.
100-150 Pushups
Running
Cardio

My question is:
How long until I see results?

You need to do atleast 1000 crunches and 200-300 pushups if you want to see results in your life time.

ive been doing 200 crunches every night before bed and a quick 50 pushups when i wake up. mid day i lift weights and jog.
moral of the story OP? ive been doing this for almost a year now and ive lost a wee bit of weight but my body looks a hell of alot better IMO.
