Last week I pulled muscles in both my legs, and it won't go away for a week already I feel like shit because it keeps me from training. I've been getting rest and rubbing anti-inflammatory ointment on it. Is there anything else I can do?

OP - It takes time to repair, lay off it for a while. I know its hard to stop exercise, but you arent doing yourself any favours if you are still putting pressure on them. Make sure you are getting enough protein aswell to assist it in repairing.

My dad did the same thing once, took him about a week before he could walk properly. I laughed my fucking ass of when he did it though.

Whenever I injure my leg, I workout my upper body.

If I injure my upper body, I exercise my legs.

I used to be sad when I was injured and I couldn't exercise.

Now I still exercise, but now I exercise other areas that don't affect my injury.
