kind of in your situation though I haven't felt that way about it really
I went to a physical therapist who was like wow you have way too much pressure on one side, and said that lifting obviously was strengthening one side more than the other. i did some exercises and voila instantly got rid of some lower back pain i've had for 6 months(did deadlifts all the time because I thought i just had a weak ass lower back but that wasnt it at all)
so yea now I kind of have to balance everything out, give it 2-3 weeks to do so and then get back into lifting hard
