I'm currently about 170 and 5'9''. Two years ago I dropped my weight by 30 lbs (started at 190) now I'm 10 pounds heavier. I would like /fit/'s suggestions at whether I should start cutting fat again or if I should begin a workout regimen.Thanks guys.
First measure your total bodyfat % and do the necessary calculations. If you're not satisfied with your physique and you want to get bigger i suggest bulk first. However if you are happy with your current size go ahead and cut.
