Greetings /fit/, need some help here. Can't do a single fucking pull up. But I can do 1 and a half of a chin up.

So the question goes, if I want to learn to do pull ups, should I do something specific, or just do chin ups till I can do a pull up?

A pull up is just a less mechanically advantageous chin up.

Get better at chins first.

Do chin ups till failure, try to do a pull up, do chins again, try to do a pull up... rinse and repeat?
