/fit/i usually live a quite a healthy and active lifestyle however one really bad habit of mine is eating a big meal very late, usually before going to bed. do any other of you do this? is it really that bad? what tips could i do to prevent it? thanks.(pic unrelated but very cute)
Before I go to sleep, I have two small bags of chips, a granola bar, and yogurt. Also, maybe water. And sometimes popcorn instead of chips. I feel it's a bad habit too, but I do it as well.
>>270912I do it too, bad habit but sort of family tradition to have the big dinner meal. I watch my weight and waist size though and as long as it doesn't change much I don't worry about it.
>>270923Oh, and I mean RIGHT BEFORE I go to sleep. I pretty much eat this in bed. But I think it's cause I work out so late. I work out at around 10-11 and go to sleep at about 12-1.
I usually just try to eat protein before I go to bed but a few carbs once in a while never hurt.
OP hereUgh I ate like 4 chicken burger patties and some milk a few hours ago because I was really hungry and now I am too full and bloated to go to bed. Now I feel sick too. This sucks.
>>271065Ooh sucks, man. You ever eat before you go to bed and then wake up the next morning feeling sick? That's the worse.
