Lipotrim Anonymous
I've just been offered to try out "Lipotrim". http://www.lipotrim.demon.co.uk/
It sounds dodgy to me, but I wouldn't mind losing weight more rapidly as just eating healthy and being active is proving to be an incredibly slow process.

Has anyone tried this out or have any knowledge on it? I just want to get an idea from a few people who aren't blatantly wanting your money or ignorant fatties who only just started.

Not free, but a friend offered to throw in a bit of money towards it and to go through the entire process with me. So far I've watched about 5 people go on this for the past 3 weeks, losing an average of 10lbs a week. Looks unhealthy as fuck but it's a quick fix.

I'm thinking that if I plan it right I won't suddenly put on a fuck load of weight once it's finished. You get weaved back onto solid foods anyway. It;s easier to maintain a weight than to lose it really.

Care to explain? As I said I want to see what people think before I make a decision.

>unhealthy as fuck
>unhealthy

that said, you've already made up your mind to do it and no one here is going to change your mind, i don't know why you bothered posting it.

See everyone assumes I've made up my mind, but I'm still weary. I say it looks unhealthy as fuck but I don't have much knowledge in these kind of things so it could actually be pretty okay to do.

Ten pounds a week?

Yeah, whatever that is, fuck it.

Unhealthy, and you'll just gain the weight back anyway.

the "healthy" amount of weight you can lose is 2-3lbs a week depending on how fat you are to start with. but losing a shit load of weight all at once is just going to shock your body and slow your metabolism. fat cells are like bags, they are full or empty and when you've made more, you keep them. they don't go away they just empty out and get smaller.

empty them quickly, they'll fill up quickly.

this is the fucking commercial on TV that says "78% of weight lost is pure body fat" that means 22% of the weight you lose is lean mass. and thats a thousand times harder to put on then fat is to lose. I'm willing to bet it would take you 4-5 times as long to regain the muscle lost as it would to just lose the fat at a reasonable pace in the first place.

In the short term you might benefit from it, but you simply can't replace food with synthetic vitamins and minerals. It simply doesn't work, and in most cases these things are bad for you. Even in the UK there are almost NO controls on health supplements, when they eventually did place a few token controls, have of all the shelves in those stores were stripped because they were full of products which simply had no scientific foundation, were untested and contained questionable ingredients.
Not to mention the damage too many supplements can do to your liver and kidneys
