I started college two weeks ago and with that I started my resolution to go to the gym regularly. Before college I did MMA three times a week, which really helped build up my endurance but I never did much weight training or muscle building exercises.

I need some advice on supplements. I did some research and the only definite information I could find was to take whey protein. What other supplements are good for building muscle.

On a side not, whats a good multi-vitamin I could take. The food here is mostly fried garbage and I'm definitely not getting enough nutrition from eating salad and the occasional healthy food I can find in the cafeteria.
