I haven'T directly trained my biceps for about 5 months. I doubt so, but will my biceps loose strength/size if i keep on using 5x5? Even if i do i'll keep using 5x5 but i'm just wondering. I only think it's being worked in the Pullups?

A good strength training program can, at the very least, maintain bicep size and definition.

If you're worried about it try doing neutral grip pull-ups, where your palms are facing each other. This will make your biceps get involved more.

Depends. For most people, large compound lifts will make them gain mad amounts of muscle everywhere.

After a while, isolation exercises (call them assistance exercises if you like) will be necessary to go further. At that point, yes, you can lose mass.

The size and strength on your biceps won't really decrease. If anything, they'll get bigger. It's just that the rest of your body will grow to balance it out, so you won't look like all you do in the gym is CURLS, 21s BRAH
