hey, /fit/ i recently lost 30 kgs (66lbs?) in 4 months
Im 1.90m (6.3 Feet?) and i weigh 83 kilo (176lbs?)
Now i just want to work out to get bulky, no 6 pack or anything just bulky.
What do i have to do everyday to accomplish this
i eat healthy but dont work out and need your help on what to do and how much of it.
Appreciate the help and sorry for my english

So by bulky you mean a moderate amount of muscle covered by a healthy layer of fat reserve?

Okay, I know it's quoted a lot, but 5x5 stronglifts would be perfect for this. You'll get strong and then you can look into changing up your workout with isolation excercises, especially deltoids and traps, as Daniel Craig is huge in that department. You should join a gym if you can for access to a good squat rack etc. Make sure you eat A LOT as you won't be able to put the muscle on without a calorie surplus (consuming more calories than you burn). It's not the end of the world if you eat too much, as the look you're going for doesn't really require low body fat. For a beginner, there isn't much need for any sort of supplimentation, especially if you're eating right. But if you want to, you should get a weight gainer!

And abodem/stomach doesnt need to have a six pack just tight or however it's called
