13 year olds care about their apperance? Whoa, this blows my mind. Seriously though, at 13, I doubt you've gone completely through puberty. Kids tend to have rounder features and they retain fat in different ways than adults. That chin fat is probably just baby fat, if you're putting any effort into health as you're growing up, which it seems like you are, it'll most likely go away as you go through puberty more. On the other hand, there are people who just have fat there that they can't really get rid of until they're full-on emaciated. In that case, don't worry about it. It's probably not even as noticeable or undesirable as you think it is.
