Do jumping SQUATZ instead of SQUATZ, it will make your butt and thighs firmer and have a lesser effect on widening your waist.
Do assisted pull ups, your lats and upper will develop a bit.
Then do push ups, try to get up to 40 push ups. It will develop your pecs, but it won't give you a mans chest, it will just make your chest look firmer.
Get a medicine ball or something similar, sit down on the floor, put the ball to your side, pick up ball rotate from your torso, put it down, pick it up, rotate it to the other side, put it down... rinse and repeat.
+ cardio of your preference, running or cycling would probably be better, swimming, rowing gives a more masculine body look.
Doing this will gradually build you a [note]athletic[/note] looking feminine body that is very similar to an hour glass shape(I have no idea what size your boobs are, so I can't give a complete statement here). You will not get a body builders physique with this, but don't worry, growing muscle, unlike for males, is very hard for females, even if you did a general weightlifting routine, you won't "blow up" in a night. To get that you'd need several months of pure work at the very best.
