Need some help here, /fit/Background: Started biking to and from school every day (usually multiple times) in fall when I came to my new University. Quads got really cut compared to what they were. Recently started doing the Stronglifts 5x5 routine, and now my knees are hurting from squats. I've checked and I'm pretty sure I have correct form.My question to you is: Is this just muscle imbalance sorting itself out, or should I be taking it easy with the squats and working my hamstrings some other way?Pic related because this is how my knees feel.
1. Stretch2. Work on strengthening other muscles to balance things out3. Back off the weight a little. If your knees hurt, they're getting too much strain.
