/fit/, I'm 5'8 and weigh about 147lbs.
My body has little muscle, aside from what I have on my arms and biscepts. I want to gain some definition in my abs, back, and then lose some excess fat on my inner thigh. My quadriceps are built from playing a shit load of DDR.
The problem with my work out plan is that it doesn't exist. I have an up-to-date weight system in my basment. Any suggestions/help on how I should go about getting what I want?

I suggest you use your "up to date" weight set and work your back and abs. Also go running.

Do lat pull downs or pull ups which ever that system has, do pushups because youd look stupid with a huge back and a tiny chest and do all the running you can, that will help you in all areas you are going for. no need to do crunches unless you want bulky abs, the pushups and pullups should do all the ab work you need.

Also came with a smaller dumbbell bar and a "dead lift". If that's what it's called.
