Silken tofu, I usually slice it up and put white vinegar, soy sauce, chopped green onions, and drizzle some sesame oil on top. Drain it as much as possible so it absorbs betters.
Firm tofu, I like cutting it into wedges and hollowing out a hole that I fill with fish paste. Drizzle some oyster sauce on it and fry it up, it gives it a nice salty brown crust.
