I basically drink about a bottle of vodka every two days, as I am a savage alcoholic lamenting about stupid shit.
I am just wondering if I am doing enough to see some kind of result in a few months. All I basically do is random weight lifting, then the solid 50 and 100.
Diet is tunafish, eggs, chicken, cottage cheese, vitamins, water, and dark veggies.
Dont plan to stop drinking, but, even though alcohol is a depressant, vodka at least is fairly clean, and it seems like the metabolic effect would be countered for how much crap I do.
So far, I have gone down from 189 to 184 doing this. I weigh after I drink three bottles of water.
