try the "dip" method that I learned about from a forum
-get a basin or something similar -fill it up with hot (but not so hot your face is going to burn off) water -stick face in water and hold
i do it twice a day, 3-6 minutes each time just hold your breath and come up for some air when you need to. I wouldnt do it more than 3 times a day 6 minutes each time, because it could dry your face out too much.
i had shitty fucking acne ever since I was a kid, I was finally going to go on some acne meds, I researched the meds and all the side affects and problems that my dermatologist never bothered to mention, and thought "fuck this". found out about the dip method online, and after about a year of doing it every day, my acne is basically gone. I went from severe to zero in a years time.
I saw improvements in the first month, and slowy but surely things got better over time.
May not work for everyone, but its def worth a try if you are looking for something besides wasting your time smearing your face with chemicals. go natural.
