Hey /fit/, /fat/ here.Due to conflicting advice I've come here. I need to loose another 15kg (30 pounds), to get to a healthy weight, but have no muscle to speak of. All I've done so far is to do a 1 hour jog per day and total cut back on any processed/fat foods and it is working great.Should I wait until I'm lighter to worry about muscle? Some say yes others no.
muscle burns fat and doing low weight high reps quickly raises your heart rate (read: cardio). doing this aswell as heavy weighted compound training (bench, squat, deadlift) will burn fat, gain muscle, live longer. have fun.
