you are disgusting to look at, if you want to fix this you need to do this: Change your fucking diet. the fact that you don't even mention it proves you're fucking it up. Diet is 80% of having a good flat stomach, research nutrition and educate yourself extensively on the subject. (five small meals a day, no eating before bed, no fast food, no fatty foods, no fried foods...etc.) -Lifting and getting bigger muscles isn't going to do shit if its covered in fat. I wouldn't even be against you completely giving up weight lifting and doing cardio every fucking day. -RUNNING LIGHTLY ISN'T GOING TO DO SHIT. you should be fucking panting like a dog feeling like you're going to die when you're doing cardio, research HIIT and do it. Run every fucking day and push yourself, if you're going to be a pussy and not push yourself then that's exactly how you'll look.
Nothing tastes as good as being in shape feels. get to work fatty
