/fit/,

two days after my squat day, my inner thighs and quads are still sore. do you guys get pain in your inner thighs (thigh flexors) and quads or is it just me?

I've been following rippetoe's advice on how to activate my hip drive (push with your ass instead of raising your chest) after I hurt my knee during one of my squat sessions. I've been squatting ass to the grass ever since.

Any of you experience this kind of soreness or is my form wrong?

this is the rippetoe video i was talking about, activating the hip drive:

stretch, but yes, It sounds like you are doing it right by activating your groin area as well as everything else.

I was hoping that was the case. Its not like an injury kind of ache, but just muscle soreness. Its already almost gone today but its just new because I haven't been doing full squats until now. It really is a big difference pushing back up from that depth.
