I have seemed to plateau, and can't go down any further. I encountered the same thing about two and a half weeks ago, and it took about a week and a half before I started to lose weight again. And when I did, it went down a lot in a week or so. But now, I'm stuck again. What do I do? For stats, I'm 5'3.5", 152 or so, and male.

I'm an underageb& thats 5'3.5", though my doctor says I'll get to at least 5'8", which I'm happy about. But yeah, being 152 and 5'3.5" is still fat.

How? You guys can instantly tell by my height. Anyway, I understand that most underageb& are annoying as hell, but just try to help, it's all I'm asking for.

ok... fine, but i'm saging it too

what's your current routine that seems to be sticking?

if you know it's a healthy routine and you're getting a proper diet, stick with it, don't worry so much about how much you're losing on a day to day scale.

For about two months know, I've been doing nearly 15 min of my own version of HIIT (one minute of sprinting, minute of jogging), though my sprint probably isn't as fast as your sprinting, since I have had no physical activity in my life at all. Anyway, after that, I do a very slow jog for a good while, and then do brisk walking (4mph). I do that for 45 min, but I normally step off the treadmill at around 69-70 min mark.

If it helps, last week when I was shedding some good weight, I was sweating a lot more than usual for some reason. I mean, I could see sweat on my sweat. But since Sunday, I've sweat significantly less. I'm not sure why, but I had been on Spring break that week, and had combined my breakfast and lunch because I woke up so late.

i suggest fartlek (aka - random speedwork) via treadmill, it's slightly better than a straight min/max HIIT workout

Thanks. Anyone else have any suggestions?

Strength training.
