I've got a question for you, /fit/.

What would you say is the ideal song to exercise to; let's say, when you're running on a treadmill or jogging?

When i run, i try to listen to something hardcore. I don't listen to the music actually, i just use it to drown out the sound of the outside.

true that, i'm also a fan of any Drum n Bass for running... anything where the BPM matches your target heart rate is win, in my book! so, techno for the fat burning zone (130-150) and DnB for the cardio zone! (160-180)

or any hard rock really, as long as it maintains some intensity throughout the song. e.g. wolfmother, dragonforce, etc.

I don't really listen to music but to podcasts, or I study for exams, running helps me to concentrate.

My running theme is definitely Seven Day Mile by The Frames.

I listen to the recordings of police interviewing rape victims. I don't do it when lifting weights though for fear of laughing so much i'll drop them.
