Injury: what did I hurt? Anonymous
Got hurt about three weeks ago. Motions I cannot do without pain in right arm and shoulder (I am not even using weights) Push up, military press, upright row, cannot grab opposite shoulder. What exactly did I fuck up?

Probably your rotator cuff, go see a doctor. Explain how you hurt it and where exactly it hurts.

at about 90 degrees is there a pain threshold that you can't surpass without help from other arm? if so i just had the same injury, its a small muscle tear most likely and you should rest it for about 4-5 days with VERY low impact. and if you supplement try adding glutamine into the mix

Try to claim it as a work related injury. You get monies that way.
