I have a bit of a dilemma.I'm ready to start lifting. I have a starter guide to follow, have my schedule laid out, and even have a list of food to fuel me.One problem. I'll be able to do this for about a week, then I have surgery that prevents me from going to the gym for a whole month.Should I still do it or will my work not even matter?Pic unrelated.
