Hey /fit/I started Tae Bo last week. Is it any good? I have fun and all, I just don't know how effective it is for muscle definition/weight loss at all. Also: Are there any ways to the exercises with a higher intensity? Doing them faster is not an option, because a) I'm in the beginner course and b)I belong to the beginner course, e.g. I'm not that fluent in the movements and all yet. I usually do cardio 3 times a week, but switched to Tae Bo because of group fun and don't feel as exhausted now... Can I influence that somehow?
