Hey /fit/,Recently I started using the treadmill and weights at my apartment complex fitness closet, in an effort to lose a little excess flab. I'm 6'1"/160 and reasonably thin, but there's a little fat here and there I'd like to get rid of (primarily in the small gut I'm not proud of.) I've been doing aboug 70% rapid walking and 30% jogging/running on the treadmill for about 45-50 minutes a day, plus about 10ish minutes of chest presses and other weight stuff. I definitely prefer the treadmill over the weights. I've never really had a weight problem so I don't pay too close of attention to what I eat, but I've been trying to eat a bit less food and more healthy stuff lately. Am I going about this the right way, or is there something else I should be doing? Thanks for your advice!
