/fit/, I'm a casual weed smoker. I usually smoke around 1,5 gram/week. Sometime less because I make my friends smoke.However, I still workout, 3 days a week at the YMCA. My nutrition is ok, high protein, low-fat, lots of veggies and fruits, etc etc.I'm not smoking cigarette, only weed. Does smoking weed ruin my workout efforts or my muscular development?Picture kinda related.

No. It's not going to ruin all your gains and prevent you from progressing.But it WILL hold you back to some extent. Your diet has to be clean to get full results, and weed (yes you count it as diet) ain't helping one bit.
