I'm drinking a gallon of milk every day along with a multivitamin, /fit/. Am I going to get XBOX HUEG bones or am I just gonna OD on calcium and die?

I've been doing it for a week and I still haven't gained an ounce.

I also haven't been working out, though. That might help things.

Oh, and the reason I haven't been working out was because I finished off the last quart of a jug or so right before I went to do deadlifts. I don't think I've puked so much ever in my life. Sorta related, I guess.

ya milk to cottage cheese is like flower nectar to honey

first one is too watery
just drink water and eat the calcium in cheeses and curds and creams.
but if u need it in liquid form then buttermilk and kephir are much easier on the tummy.

I'm drinking it mainly for the calories, I was just curious about where all this fucking calcium in my body is going. But I'll try buttermilk.

homogenized and pasturized milk is filled with all sorts of horrible and poisonous chemicals and horomones. Most likely you will start to break out with really bad acne and have all sorts of health problems.

For calcium, sesame seeds are better. Less fat than milk, and more calcium per ounce than most dairy. They also have Iron, Magnesium, and Zinc.
Of course, you say you're drinking it for the calories, so all of this is basically moot.
