I'm 16, 5'5" and about 165 pounds. I just recently started my mission of losing weight 3 days ago. I've been running 20 minutes everyday and eating a pretty small lunch and dinner. Is there anything I'm doing wrong, or I should improve? Also, what foods are good for weight loss?

How much weight do you plan on losing? Any goals in mind?

Umm I'm not really sure how much weight. But I'm assuming 20 pounds is it. Or is that too much or too little, I don't know what the average weight is.

Male or female? Either way, you probably have tits and should show them.

Just try and set small weekly goals for yourself and try to achieve them.
The fact that you have already taken a focus on fitness is a very good start and by working solemly for a few weeks you are sure to reach your goal.
Try limiting your intake of heavy fats and carbs (except prior to excercise when carbs are the most efficient form of energy) and stay persistant with your running.
Remain positive and you'll be there in no time.

Eat smaller portions, but make sure you get enough macronutrients (fat, carb, protein). Also, run 30 minutes a day, not 20.

What do you mean by breakfast. Breakfast foods? Or eating when I wake up?
