/fit/, can eating too much sugar be bad for me? Whenever I have cereal I end up pouring some into my bowl and I'm not sure if it's good for me or not. Not just my teeth cause i can take care of those, but I mean for my body, will it lead me to an early death?Also, when ever I make ramen noodles I usually pour a lot of salt in it, is that not good for me? What are the risks?
