What exercises do you guys recommend for working out the oblique muscles. I'm doing alot of cardio to lose fat, but was wondering what kinds of exercises you guys do to shape those love handles. Also, are there any oblique exercises you can do on a fitness ball? Discuss. Pic not related.

I found most results doing leg lifts and situps to alternating sides.

But then again, apparently situps do nothing, So I don't know.

basically do as many as you can every other day.
you may start out doing only 5 for the first two or so days but you usually can do two or three more every other day.
and just slowly do as many as you can. it really does help a LOT.
(the bar hes hanging on is like a pull up bar)

yep.
basically lift your legs up to where they are not above your waste but directly forward. then rotate to your left then to your right. its pretty hard to do and the more you do it the more you can elevate your legs as well
