EMERGENCY!

I've been invited out for a meal tonight, its going to be either a Chinese or and Indian.

Now, I'm doing my hour workout before I go out, and I just thought... when I eat and have a few drinks is it going to totally just ruin the fact that I've worked out?!

What the fuck should I eat?!
How many beers should I have?!

Should I not eat out and cook myself a meal, just like Mama!
HALP!

Eat something rich in carbs, also bring a protein bar. As for the beers, I'd stay away from them if I were you.

no it wont
go out, eat a normal meal, drink a beer or two and enjoy yourself

That depends on what kind of regimen you're in. Do you count your carbs? Your calories? We need to know more.

But what I can tell you is that drinking beer really isn't good for you. Lots of processed sugar there, which means any calories you do ingest is going straight into the fat cells.

Now, if you're a male (and I'm guessing you are. This IS 4chan) that means you should get some small doses of rice and vegetables and feel free to indulge on the meats. Especially chicken and duck - birds with lean meat. Lots of yummy dishes there.

Indian cuisine... I'm afraid I don't know much about it.

I'm just making sure I'm not overindulging, whilst doing regular exercises, its working so far 7 lbs down! :D

Unless you plan to get sloshed, no. A couple drinks won't mess with your work out.

Be wary of the smell of the food you eat. 30% of your waste is excreted through your skin, which is why you stink after eating garlic, curry etc. Be mindful of the curry and other spicy foods. Because you'll be smelling that the next day while working out.

You know your body better than random people. Do what makes you happy, whether that is having a nice meal and some beers or obsessing over your diet.

Don't worry - have one drink and choose dishes that aren't obviously deep dried/drenched in butter. Lentil dishes and steamed rice good for curry, and for chinese, get something like steamed rice (again) and steamed veges
