how fat are you? if you want to get rid fat fast then follow this..
1) lift weights, chest and back one day, then biceps, deltoids, and shoulders. 5x5, do about 2/3rd s of your total sets 2) do HIIT for 20 mins 3) do moderate cadio for another 20 mins 4) do the rest of your weight set, or 2/3rds.
total time working out would be like 90 mins or like an hour and half., dude its summer, no need to spend too much time working out.
