So /fit/,
18 year old female, 5'3", 109 pounds. I used to have these killer abs, but now my work schedule gets in the way of me frequenting the gym. And because I work at a shitty food place, I eat shitty food.
Please /fit/, share your diet plans and work out videos that will actually work.

Do some squatz.

We're communists, first you're going to have to share some pics with us before we share our dataz.

Yes, Anon must see what we are dealing with in order to help you.

Eat less shitty food for a start.

If that's you in the OP pic, I recommend hammer curls and practicing sword play.

Don't neglect the magic exercises.

Let me try to dig up a picture. We took a bunch the other day.

OP here. Took some fresh pictures. One moment please

You are not obligated to eat fast food. People who don't work in restaurants bring their own food, there's no reason you can't do that too.

Front shot.

Free food bitch. I work in a restaurant and sometimes I get to have prime rib, or something else that would've cost 2 hours wage.

Side shot. The problem is in the lower abs, and I hate it.

It's definitely more of a convenience issue. Food is free, I'm already there, I can get whatever I want...
>> Anonymous
Needs arms and legs too. It's hard to recommend something without knowing what would compliment your body.

You have a nice, flat stomach. I don't know if I would call them "killer abs" but I won't dispute that you're where a lot of women wish they could be.
At 5'3" 109 lbs, the word "diet" makes me cringe a little bit. I hope you have realistic goals in mind, and not image issues like so many women today do.
Having said that, what are your fitness goals?
>> Anonymous
Meh that's a pretty average midsection. Tense your abs while you are working.

Looking good. Do some squatz and you'll be golden.

I'm roughly the same height/weight as you OP, about 5'5" and 107lbs

Generally my day consists of:
1/4 cup steel cut oats
medium apple
banana (medium or small, the large ones frighten me)
total of 1.5 cups of egg whites (sometimes I'll throw in a whole egg... should do it more often) -- I just scramble them or make what I call an egg pancake and eat it with my hands
3/4 cup wild rice
5 oz chicken breast (usually lemon chicken... I'm looking for a recipe for some spicy chicken..)
1.5 cups broccoli, or asparagus
1/2 cup plain/greek yogurt (basically, no sugar or artificial sweeteners)
1/2 cup cottage cheese, normally 2%
2 TB peanut butter (organic/natural, only peanuts and sea salt)
I'm not eating enough though, which sucks, but just a general idea of some food to eat

Start bringing your own food to work and view the fast food as poison. TRY to get back into going to the gym more frequently, or start doing body weight exercises at home

I'm envious of your hips ):
