Morning /fit/, before I squat 140 pounds today, I figured I'd just post these photos.
One is the famous fake fit "squats girl" and the other is the real deal?

Yeah, hopefully he's going ass to grass. Keep it up!
>> Anonymous
but she's real? why does everyone think it's fake?
>> Anonymous
>>394500

I usually squat 110pounds and I weigh 125 pounds. Yes, kill me now because life sucks.
>> Anonymous
>>394510

That's still weak for your size. You should atleast be able to squat your bodyweight within two weeks of training or so. especially if you are short.

Look asswipes, I just started Starting Strength, so I started at the bottom after not working out for a few months. Just for you stupid and hurtful comments I will deadlift 165 pounds.

>no one is that weak
Say that to my face fucker, not online and then we'll see what happens.

It looks like a statement, but it has a question mark at the end. I don't know what to do

>> Anonymous

>> Anonymous

Does the bar weigh zero? If not, then include it.

Ummm no takes a bit(lot) longer than that.
>> Anonymous
>>394556
geez, you mean you DON'T want to blow out your knees by adding massive amounts of weight too soon?
What are you, a rational thinking person?

I started stronglifts last week and in my 4th workout I squatted my bodyweight. I did used to do a shitload of machine work before I started but I heard that does nothing.
>> Anonymous
>>394567
The first time I squatted as a freshman in high school I could do about 50 pounds more than my bodyweight for reps. I find it pretty ridiculous that someone can't even get up their bodyweight on the bar.

>>394588
wow wooow.....every back off, make some fucking space for this kid, bro coming through, woooow sorry bro
>> Anonymous
>>394596
I don't consider my numbers special, I just think anyone who can't squat their bodyweight is a fucking weakling.

This girl does her squats.

No. she does snatch and clean clerks, both of which are far superior than squats.
>> Anonymous
Speaking of squats.

I started rowing recently. Whenever we do cardio or ergo sessions, my quads give out before the rest of my body is even close to being fatigued?

Shall I do more squats when I get gym time.

Also, recovery, rowing takes up 4 days a week. Good idea to rest between sessions (cutting down squat time), or do some squats and don't rest at all?

This is coming in after 18 months of sitting on my ass and watching any muscle I had, waste away

i had the same problem when i was first on a C2, at least for the first 3 months my legs would always give out before my cardiovascular endurance.

what i did was do high reps of front squats, deadlifts, and olympic lifts usually 5x10 or 10x10. then i dragged either a 80# sled around my backyard (a lot of 5-6 foot weeds to plow through) and did sprints uphill, jogged down for rest and back up did that about 8-10 times

i think it helped somewhat
>> Anonymous
>>394653
dumbfuck. you can't do squat snatches and squat cleans without doing squatz.
>> Anonymous
>>394482
What the fuck is that chick on the right wearing on her feet? Those socks look fucking retarded.
>> Anonymous
>>394671
just to touch up, i think training anaerobically in your legs is the best bet to matching your cardio to your muscular endurance in your case
>> Anonymous
>>394653
>both of which are far superior than squats
highly subjective, depends on your goals.

Those are some epic cankles.

Come on guys. I weigh so little (I'm 171cm tall, eurofag no idea what take translates into) and I can lift my bodyweight like a nigger. Jesus, I can probably fucking bench 50kg once (I'm at 45kg) so what the fuck man?

So yes, I fucking realize I'm a weakling and I'm trying to do something about it but after like 3 months I have nothing to show for it. Maybe you have advice like 'eat more' well fuck, I eat so much food ALL day it's unbearable (after a while I gave up on "healthy" fat-loss food and now I just eat everything, lots of chicken, lots of eggs, lots of fish). I'm beginning to wonder if I got a worm from eating shit food in NY or if I'm just retarded.
Yes I'm retarded in that I don't have a program I follow (I just do 5x5 squats, bench, pullups/chinups, deadlifts, curls 2-3x a week) but I'm wondering if I pulled the short straw with my body, not just my brain.
>Yes, kill me now because life sucks.

Moar of the girl on the right? I'm sick of SQUATZ girl and her photoshop.
