Ok heres the story and the question.
Im a girl. I weigh 320 lbs. I am 6ft tall and have pretty good muscle. I eat oatmeal for breakfast almost every day. I drink LOTS of water and tea. I eat plain sandwiches for lunch almost every day. and a healthy dinner usually some variation of 1 serving pasta 2 serving veges and 1 serving meat. Im likely to skip either breakfast or lunch around every other day as well as i just dont feel like eating sometimes.

My weight is not budging and I find if i restrict my calories less than what im at now I get faint and weak etc. Ive made LOTS of changes so what do i do next?

Studies by Tabata, Tremblay and others have shown this method to be more effective at burning fat and maintaining, or building, muscle mass than high-volume, lower intensity aerobic work-outs. According to a study by King, HIIT increases the resting metabolic rate (RMR) for the following 24 hours due to excess post-exercise oxygen consumption, and may improve maximal oxygen consumption (VO2 max) more effectively than doing only traditional, long aerobic workouts.

Your diet is your biggest problem. Stop skipping breakfast and other meals. Start eating 6 small meals. No more white bread or pasta, or anything sweetened, period.

Do your cardio work before breakfast. Be patient. Good luck.
