Hey /fit/, this might be a stupid question, but when looking at the nutrition facts of a food, should you be concerned with the total calories or just calories from fat? I'm a bit confused with that, considering i'm trying to lose some weight. Thanks.

you should be concerned with fat, carbs, and protien. The ratios can be more important then the gross calories.
