My workout regimen currently includes:

Squats
Bench Press
Incline
Dumbell Flys
Barbell Curls
Finger-gripped plate raises
Calf raises
Weighted lunges
Pull-ups
Leg presses

What other important muscle groups am I missing? I know how important deadlift is for your back, but I have bad scoliosis and not the best form so I just do pull ups.

Deads work your legs and lower back, pull-ups your upper.

Overhead Presses
Deadlifts if you can, otherwise do back extensions

Either flyes or incline
