I'm doing a calorie deficit diet at the moment and doing well. Problem is, I'm still fairly sensitive about my pecs. I know it's not possible (or much harder) to gain muscle when on this kind of diet, but can I do anything about this? I'd like to tone or firm them in some way. Thanks for any help.

P.S. I'd rather not resort to taping my moobs back.

could stop being a bitch and just keep working out. muscle = bigger or smaller, nothing else. so quit trying to "tone" or shape your muscle. And what type of insecure faggot is "sensitive" about their pecs? just work out for fitness and don't work out if you're the type who is giong to cry if their peak isnt just right.
