Today I did squatz, bench press, dips, and bent-over rows. I also did HIIT after that for 9 minutes.

I ate oatmeal and had OJ+pomegranate juice for breakfast

I ate grapes and had a turkey-swiss-spinach sandwich on whole wheat.

I had a protein shake after working out.

I had a snack of yogurt.

I'm about to have a couple eggs for dinner.

FUCK I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER THAN AFTER EATING A BOX OF E.L. FUDGE!!!

To answer the question,

Wheaties and water for breakfast.
Salad and water for lunch.
Mashed potatos, mustard greens, broccoli, calf liver, and water.

Oh, and I drank grape juice concentrate.

Just stay away from corn syrup and other artificial sweeteners. That makes you feel like shit.

this isn't day 1

i just feel fucking great because i pumped up the weight a notch on all four lifts, including breaking my all time best in dips

natural peanut butter w/ honey on lowcarb/cal wheat bread, glass of 2% milk, cup of coffee (black w/ splenda,) more coffee, hummus w/ wasa bread, salsa w/ crisp bread, an odwalla bar, a pickle, a strawberry banana smoothie.

Then gym: 45 min on the elliptical (i go balls to the wall while headbanging and playing air guitar like a retard,) then did back and shoulders.

Dinner: whitefish, grilled tomato, more hummus, and now im eating a skinny cow fudgicle while drinking a gin and ginger.

No breakfast,

KFC (3 pieces of chicken, with fries), and water.

Small bowl of quaker oats breakfast cereal.

Small salad (Onion, Cucumber, Tomatoes, little Cheese, and a little ham).

Raisin Bran + Milk

Left over refried beans, some pork in unknown mexican sauce, some rice pilaf, and some mixed berries. Large glass of milk.

Half grilled chicken sandwich on ciabatta bread with mayo mustard lettuce, some pasta salad, and some jell-o parfait.

Off to class until 10 and I will eat other half of sandwich and some extra grilled chicken after I go for a run and workout.
