Yes, depends on pace. Match it to your steps if you're running. I usually take two steps for inhale, two for exhale, repeat. Sometimes I have to switch to 2 steps for inhale, one for exhale, sometimes I can go 3 inhale, 2 exhale.
When using weights, inhale on the easy part, exhale on the hard part. So for a pull-up, exhale while pulling up and inhale while lowering.
