So I started doing ARX last week.. should I stop doing my regular situps? I work my abdominals every two days and doing my 250 situps before ARX makes it hard to finish the video and doing my 250 situps after the video is almost useless since i'm so exhausted.

Any thoughts?

exercises don't give you xbawkz hueg mussels.

Diet does. Especially for abs. You have to have less than 10% bf to see abs well.

You're already doing 350 ab exercises why do you need more?

A good 5 small meal diet with a good exercise plan gives good muscles, not just diet alone.

um I don't want to see my abs, I'm on the Rugby team and I'm building a stronger core so i don't fuck myself when i give or take hits.

Should I just stick to ARX or is doing the extra 250 situps just straining the muscle/core area and I'm better off without it? Is all I asked.. people who've done the ARX video know how ridiculous it is.
