well i've begin lurking /fit/ for about a month and i'm quite happy with the progress i've been doing ( for sure it's not as mcuh as some of you guys). Tought i might post some pic.

weight: 136
I did boxing 2-3 times a week/ gym 1-2 times a week during school .

Since i'm now in summer break i'll be able to train moar (4-5 times a week still doing boxing)

you look pretty solid for a small guy, and i mean that in a positive way. but critiquing? with respect to what? where do you want to be at the end of the summer? 145? 125? you gotta help us a little.

I'd say the most important part is working out your forearms and biceps, primarily by shaving off your hair.

OP here: i do mainly compound lifts,bench press, deadlifts, pull-ups-dips, squatz (obviously)...
