Hello. I look very similar to the girl in the pic, except with bigger breasts. I would love to lose weight but I am bad at:

1. Portion Control: How much mashed potatoes is a serving? Is a bowl of cereal okay? What can I eat to make me feel full?

2. Exercising: I can't run or do much because my tits bounce about and hurt. I have not been able to find a sports bra to contain them. What are some good exercises/things for me to do to work out/lose weight?

then when you are 5-6 months down the line assuming you keep up with your clean eating and exercising constantly you can workout with everyone else

if you can get your hands on a stationary bicycle and do tabata sessions on them (20 seconds flat out, 10 second slow spinning X8) it should do you good, failing that try and find *any* exercise you can do that doesn't make your tits flail wildly about.

initially, don't worry about fucking portion control. go for a change in the foods you eat. stop eating starch as it is very insulingenic. so stop eating potatoes, rice, pasta and all breads unless that bread is black, blacker than the soul of 4chan on a loli bender. stop eating all processed carbohydrates. stop eating all fast food. eat plenty of protein, healthy fats and the rest of your diet make fruits and vegetables; pumpkin and broccolli are extremely good for you for example. for healthy fats leave a little fat on red meat (you need saturated fat, just not the amount that most fat people eat), eggs, olive and fish oils, nuts, etc. if you do not get enough HEALTHY fats then you will fuck yourself up. and not loose weight.

ps, healthy fats does not fucking mean fast food.

the biggest thing to concentrate on would be removing the potatoes, rice, pasta and bread initially. it'll be hard but you'll lose weight by doing that alone. then after a couple of months you can get anal about portions and micro-nutrients.

If you're worried about portion control, get a set of dry measurement things (like one cup, half-cup, etc). Also, it might help to use smaller plates or cups when eating-- instead of bowls for cereal, I use cups, and I use smaller plates for dinner.

1.) Start reading all nutrient facts on everything you eat.
2.) YOU DON'T NEED TO STARVE YOURSELF! you need to eat 5-6 smalls meals a day of very healthy foods, you'll lose weight I promise. don't ever, ever try and just eat one or two meals a day, you'll starve yourself and your body will actually GAIN weight by eating less like this. Eat lots and lots of greens, cook up some broccoli and green beans with a bit of salt? delicious. Apples, bananas, grapes, low sugar oatmeal, soy, whole grains, salmon, berries, find ways to cook with all of these things. Remember, you shouldn't go ON a diet, because if you go ON a diet, then eventually you'll go OFF your diet, and gain weight back. You need to flat out change how you eat.
3.) You need cardio, a lot of it. If you can't run, then you need to bike ride, and you need to really push yourself, no easy peddling and floating around, really pushing yourself and your heart rate or else you're wasting time.

Nothing works.

I'm also totally not a hypochondriac. I'm in great health (except for me being overweight and saddlebagged with massive boobs). The stomach thing is my only issue and it's driving me nuts.
