i need to wake the fuck up ASAP and get a decent amount of energy fast.

i'm going to take 1000mg of vitamin C, 200mg vitamin B, and couple of other multivitamins.

cold shower and coffee are already done.

any tips to get my energy level up 1st thing in the morning?

I usually have eggs and oatmeal sometimes bread. orange juice or whey protein shake with fruit

I consume most calories/meal in the morning.

i'd say run before, especially if your breakfast is based on cereal or toast.

When I used to run in the morning, I would eat a ~100 calorie mini meal first, and then a larger breakfast after. ymmv.
