/fit/I am a 16-year-old, 5'10", 210 lb football player. My max bench is 205, and I can squat 220 at least. My clean is not great, but I'm working on it. I a lineman.I need help on two subjects.A: I am relatively slow. I run a 5.5 40 yard dash, and have a hard time running laps quickly. What can I do to make my running more explosive and raise my stamina?B: "Hell week" is coming in about two weeks. I've been lifting for a while, but nothing great. What should I do to prepare for the exhausting amount of running that I will be doing?One final question if anyone would please indulge me.How can I prepare for this season?I am a Senior at a very small high school and would like to make this season count.
