hey /fit/, im decently in shape in pretty much every aspect but running, what/how much exercise should i do over the summer to not suck at running anymore. i have a treadmill, exercise bike, and some weights at a local gym, and i cant afford to upgrade to a gym with a membership fee.pic unlrelated
