just wanna know if my workout routine is good.

Monday:
3 series of 10 V crunch
3 series of 10 crunches
2 series of 10 lateral crunches (each side)
20-30 min cardio workout.
Tuesday
20-30 min cario workout
Wednesday
3 series of 10 bench presses
3 series of 10 fly´s
3 series of 10 backwards fly´s
chinups till i get tired
