Change your routine to something COMPLETELY different. Weight lifting works on the premise of Progressive Overload. The idea is to shock the body so that it can't cope with the stress you give it, and it has to adapt by building muscle so it can survive without damage the next time. What kind of sets are you doing now for your chest?
