Post intense abdoimnal workout followed by a 1 hour run recovery meal/food?

I dont feel like eggs (had 3 yesterday), dont feel like nuts (had almonds all day), don't feel like tuna (had it yesterday and will have tomorrow).

Only thing I can think of is Tofu atm...

any suggestions please? :) really hungry but not sure what to have.

Haven't yet and am thinking of trying a class out with some friends. I hear it's quite intense. But I asked for meal suggestions thanks.
