Hey I need help with meal ideas. I need stuff that's FAST and EASY and healthy of course. Small meals I can eat all day. Stuff like sushi or fruit salads or a lean beef burger or nuts or whatever.

Anything that doesn't involve the kitchen beyond boiling water in a kettle basically.

Can of tuna, can of tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, sliced red/yellow peppers, use spices for your own variation. Fire it in a pan, bring to the boil, let it simmer for 30 mins and add water if it is drying out. Serve with a big plate of vegetables of your own choice.

Skinless chicken breast steamed for 40 mins seasoned to taste, serve with a big plate of vegetables.
