Soup /fit/. I'd like to take a moment to tell you fine fitfags about the muscle-up. If I had to pick only one upper-body exercise to do for the rest of my life, this would be it. They're fucking hard, but rewarding in proportion to their difficulty, kind of like SQUATZ and DEADLIFTZ for the upper body. Problem is, nobody fucking knows about them.Anyway, a muscle-up is basically a pull-up transitioned into a dip; you start hanging and pull yourself up until your chest gets over your hands, then press up until your arms are straight again.
