My metabolism is ridiculous. I eat a lot of food throughout the day, though it usually ends up being one or two very large meals. I'm certainly not in shape> I'm definitely thin but nothing sickening. I want to gain weight but I'm afraid that working out wouldn't make me look any larger. Tips please?

Lifting weights and eating alot will make you look bigger.

Two large meals a day is retarded if you're trying to put on mass. Eat 5-6 smaller meals so your body doesn't burn away the little fat/muscle you gained/have during the day.

Then workout regularly.

you need to eat 6 meals a day and caculate how much calores you need to eat per day and how much protein and yes working out is needed to gain muscle, you need to create a work out plan and go up at least 5 pounds each week on all your lifts. eating right and working out right you should gain 1lb per week.

spread your meals out, eat 5-6 good sized meals (good sized because you obviously need to gain weight)
