the last week i pretty much ate whatever i wanted and didn't train at all (was on vacation). i did portion it so i didn't eat over 3000 calories though, and i still ate a lot of vegetables and good fats and fish.. but i did eat a lot of fried foods, potatoes, bread, cookies, cake, and orange/apple juice and wine
but i really had no choice, other than to starve to death because that's all that was available to eat. although i did maintain my fish oil supplement
i guess i'll see tomorrow how much weight i gained or lost, i can tell though that i have a lot more fat on my midsection
