There's been an incident!I've got no money and no meats in the house outside of bacon.How does /fit/ feel about me eating it whilst on my diet/workout regime?What's going to be the best way to prepare it???

What kind of diet are you on? I eat bacon a few times per week and i love it... i'm eating eggs and bacon and toast right now.Just nuke it for a few minutes or cook it in a pan (no added grease needed) and dab off the grease with some paper towels or something when you're done.
grill it/bake it and make sure there's place for fat to run off. If there's obvious fat cut it off, and all should be fine. Have it with salad, not that bad, apart from bacon's quite salty.
each slice of bacon is usually about 35-45 calories if pan-fried... nuke 'em in paper towels to wick off fat
