For the past two weeks I've been working my guts out for two hours a day. My physique has improved and I've noticed alot of things, both at home and at work, have become alot easier.The problem: I'm eating like a shrew. I eat about 8 meals a day, and I don't count calories. I haven't seen a problem so far, but will a problem arise in the near future?Care to add input /fit/? Pic unrelated.
Shrew is relative, you might think that you are extremely over eating, but in truth be eating less then half of what the fat to the left of you is eating.
more often with smaller portions = win. Just try to eat healthy and keep working out hard. LIKE A ROCK.
