I've been working ou>t primarily my abs/st>o mach/chest regio>n for the past y>e ar, and in the last 4-6 months I've been >d oing arm/bicep/tricep exercises too.
I recently though that my ab/stomach/chest workouts were basically failing, because after all this time I don't seem like I have much. But it turns out that I have substantial muscle there, which I can notice after a long run when flexing.
Basically, my bodyfat percentage is too high, and my stomach muscles are being covered by it. I need to lower my bodyfat percentage. I am not afraid of cardio. I usually have about 15 minutes to work out in the morning, and 45-60 minutes every night, and I do mean every night. I don't like taking rest days.
Every morning I eat 2 packet of instant oatmeal and have a glass of orange juice. I drink a bottle of water between breakfast and lunch. At lunch I have some sort of pasta or chicken, sometimes some veggies or fruits and another bottle of water. I drink another bottle of water between lunch and dinner, and dinner consists of whatever is made at home (high-schoolfag here).
I want to lose bodyfat, recommend diet tips and more importantly exercises that I should do
