Balding 'gene' comes from mothers side.

Anyways could be the water or general stress, don't think food has any part in it.

going bald is supposed to be heredity. If your mothers father was bald then you will be too. At least thats what I heard.

Get rogaine. It works for some people. Go to a dermatologist. They are supposed to handle hair related issues.

Sorry mano; I'm afraid it looks like you got the gene for Male pattern baldness. I'm loosing my own so I feel your pain. You can try propeca, rogane, strange diets and all that other nonsense. It works for some guys; it didn't work for me though and it's kept on falling out regardless.

About the only consolation I can give is the rugs they have today are a hell of a lot better then what they had even twenty years ago. Half the guys you see in Hollywood have some degree of MPB and are doing a damn good job of concealing it.

In the mean time; go for the really close military style clipper cut. It will make you look less bald for a long time. (I've been making do for years just cutting my hair that way.) Also; get in really good shape. Vin Disel is bald too; nobody really cares :)
