Sup /fit/. I've started working out again and one of my favorite exercises is bicep curls on a preacher. Recently, I've been getting a slight pain on my left arm slightly below the wrist (area circled in the image). Sometimes, I get the same pain when I spot my friend in bench. Anyone else get this sort of problem or know what I can do to get rid of it?

If you're doing heavy weight, the tendons there will hurt until they catch up with the rest of your arm. If necessary, when using heavy weights, keep a slight bend to your wrist if you're doing biceps and it'll help keep some tension off of it.

Just a possibility to what may be happening.

Sounds like tendinitis. Does it especially hurt when you let go of the weight? If thats the case switching to hammercurls for a few weeks might help. You could also try taking 400mg of ibuprofen every night. Ibuprofen is anti-inflammatory.
