Hey there /fit/
I ave a problem.. Ive been a channer for a while now.. I started out as a btard, untill i realized what fail it was, then I moved on the become a /x/edophile, and they became overrun with fail and Idiots after about a month of all going well on there, I've been into working out but its more like freeweights on my own and shit.. nothing too serious, and I never ever watched my diet because i could eat a cow and not gain a pound.. But I want to get into parkour and want to go on a strict Diet and excercise plan.... Any ideas or places where to start?

OP Here: Yes thank you fine and dandy, I looked at that and I dont see it refering me anywhere for a dietary plan.. I eat like shit.. like.. you would Baww your eyes out if you saw my eating habits for a week.. And I want moar suggestions than just "What is healthy food, and how much of it should I eat"

To answer OP's question:

I'm into karate but I've always had a bit of a fat in the lower abs problem. That's a real problem if you are going to get punched for conditioning. So...what I did basically picked two of my favorite fruits (bananas and pears, I would have chosen apples or peaches but one is to tart and the other too sweet so pears are awesome). I buy about 4 servings of pears and 8 of bananas. I usually promptly finish them every week by eating one for breakfast and another one whenever my stomach feels angry (usually the pears do the job). I basically lost the lower part in a month of doing everything I do normally.

Anyways the point is try to eat something healthy for breakfast (about 1.5 cups of milk with a favorite cereal, BUT NOT THE CRAPPY KIND i.e cocoa puffs, reeses etc) And eat about 1-2 servings of fruit as well as a good breakfast with milk. If you want to get into parkour then I'd recommend doing push-ups and sit ups regularly before going to sleep or when waking up. If you have time in the middle of the day do them during that time as well. This should get you on track for parkour in about a month. Oh, forgot to mention lunch. For lunch try to eat some sort of meat with vegetables (try and get at least 2 servings of fish per week). For dinner eat 2-3 hours before you go to sleep. Yogurt does wonders and helps in longevity so you might wanna think about that for dinner with something.

Just use the above dietary guideline and make any substitutions if you have any allergic reactions etc. As for the exercising, if you eat right any sort of daily exercise will quickly show.


Heck, this should just be a general guide for anyone who wants to lose weight as well, I know it's been working for me :P

Oh....ohhh...ouch that sucks. No...I mean...I don't think I'm a hotaru. In fact this is the first time I've been on /fit. Probably that's the reason why I wrote so much XD
