Hey /fit/ I have a question.I'm a gigantic fucking nerd and now I'm pretty healthy, and I am rather ripped/strong.I realized I wanted to put the new found strength to use... and try to develop a skill/talent that I wasn't able to do before, when I was out of shape.Being one for the irony, I decided to start Breakdancing.... Now I realize breakdancing probably seems pretty lame. but I like the idea of being able to control your body like that.My question... I'm not neaarrrlly flexible enough to do almost all of the awesome shit I've been learning. so I also started doing Yoga. Is there any time during the day when I should do the yoga? before I lift? much earlier than I lift? after I lift?if it helps, I do a 5x5 strength program, actually just started it, my old routine was getting stale.k thanks
well, you should probably do yoga after you lift. help stretch and what not.
