So /fit/, here's my lazy little bitch moment. I'm terribly addicted to smoothies, and an currently on the hunt for new flavor options, and stuff like the "blasts" that Planet Smoothie puts in the smoothies.

Sounds absolutely delicious. According to MyPyramid.gov, on a 2,200 calorie plan I need 7 ounces of grains every day, 3 cups of vegetables, 2 cups of fruit, 3 cups of milk and 6 ounces of meat & beans. Any ohmygod delicious suggestions for someone who is about to start martial arts again?
