just wonderin what would be a good workout for my entire body but main focus is on my midsection (preferebly like pic) workout needs to take up less than 45min and if its not to much to ask I need seperate plans for the lower and the upper body to thx

You could try a more intense fitness program like P90X. Just search a mininova or something to find the videos and follow the guides

OP here i have dumbells that go from 5lb to 52.5lb in increments of 2.5 also I have a bioforce

Burpees (prison workout - http://www.geocities.com/rutgerseskrima/art_prison.html), Turkish Get Ups. Also, get heavier dumbbells and one-handed cleans and presses with them.
