carbohydrates and simple sugars are the quickest release energy and quickest absorb for energy. Have a fruit like a banana, grapes, orange juice. In this situation another benefit is this will digest quickly 1-2 hrs and can sleep easily. Don't have meats, don't have proteins. it's late enough already.
