I body like this guy is my goal, Im really skinny and my muscles have no definition. How do achieve this body type, i suppose a lot of swimming is involve, but is there anything else?

Military presses, bench presses and ab machine. Then do a bunch of cardio, either treadmill or bike.

Really shouldn't take much. Probably an hour or less (thats including the cardio) three times a week should get you there within a year very easily.

The only way you're gonna look like that is if you're 16-19 and you have the same body type and metabolism. If you're older then working out will make you much more muscular.
