That's basically the diet I go on when I'm shredding. You shouldn't stay on it for too long- 3 months is generally all I need to lose a sufficient amount of fat. You need to ensure that you're still getting adequate amounts of protein, complex carbohydrates and EFAs to counterbalance the shocking loss of calories, sugars and fats you'll be experiencing. The "dull sickness" is hunger; if you're feeling at this state, it's time to call an end to the diet and go back to your normal diet/exercise routine. Worst case scenario, muscle loss.
