it's really hard to tell from those numbers alone OP, but it sounds like you could probably stand to lose a good 15 pounds.

i'm 6'2 and 175, but i have pretty low bone mass and i have considerably more muscle than your average joe, to give you a point of reference. my bodyfat percentage is around 15.

I'm 6'0" around 195. With the whole 10 pounds/inch we're equal. O wait a minute, unless you're at 8% bf we're not. Body weight isn't a good indicator of how much 'work' you 'need'. That's a relatively healthy weight, though you could just be a skinnyfat loser who sucks at everything physical. Without pics and numbers, it's hard to tell. And it sounds to me like you're a skinnyfat loser.
