Hey there /fit/

I'm going to be working about 4 days a week at Burger King from 4-10pm. Of course this means that it will be covering my dinner time.

Should I eat a healthy dinner before or after work? Both sound like bad ideas.

when I worked fast food, I just ransacked the kitchen and made my own food. Normally it was some veggies and a slice of cheese on a piece of bread, then i started bringing my own turkey and hid it in the cooler. Theres plenty you can eat there and not clog your arteries, even if it isn't on the menu.

Sadly I'm not skinny at all. I'd have to say I'm overweight and rather not get worse.

They have salads at Burger King. Don't use dressing and opt for "grilled" things.

I used to work there, they are the only non burger product that doesn't end up sitting around in it's own fat all day.

Even the chicken is terrible it sits in a pan of it's own grease until they put it through the broiler, then they put it in a different pan full of grease.
