Dear /fit/,

I am 6'3", 275lbs. I am a weeaboo, and live a NEET lifestyle except for college. I only leave the house to go to the store and class. Yesterday, I bought a bike, and today, I rode it outside. This is the first time I've ridden a bike in ten years. Shit felt good, the wind whipping past, and although I only went at it for 15 minutes before getting tired, it's still progress. I don't eat too shittily, I've cut fast food, most snack foods (except light stuff) and sweets out of my life for the most part. I don't drink soda or other carbonated beverages, but I'm not on to water completely. I mostly drink 100% fruit juice and a glass of milk each day. What else can I do to put my body on the road to recovery? My goal is to hit 190 or so (for both health and pathetic weeaboo reasons).

Pic is the bike I bought.

Diet and exercise. Both. Cycling won't cut it.

fruit juice isn't that great actually. and its high in calories.

you'd do better eating your calories than drinking them. if you don't want just water, then get those little packets you pour into a water bottle and shake for flavor. you can get white tea in several flavors with 0 calories

And this.
Get off juice. Just water and skim milk. Also, all teas have near 0 calories.. diet soda is okay once in a while.

stop being a weaboo. Also fruit juice is high in sugar, have one glass then stick to water. WATER.

Going along the stop being a weaboo line, also go out of the house to go to the gym, and do stronglifts. Google that.

Eat mostly meat and vegetables, no grains, nothing with pussy sugar. And get your ass in the gym, start taking whey protein isolate and BCAA's. Get a beginners routine online, from tnation.

don't drink the fruitjuice, its pure calories. drink crystal light, zero calorie beverages (zero sodium a plus too), even hawiian punch makes a mixable drink that is 5 calories per serving, take a daily mulit vitamin (costco's brand is identical in vitamin content to One a Day brand, and you can get 500 pills (1.5year supply) for 10 bucks)

the multivitamin will do better tehn your fruitjuice and is zero calories.
