How fast do you run a mile, mis/fit/s?
>>17885NO U
Man... takes me 13 minutesAny faster and I run out of breath half way through
in the army they use the 2-mile time to measure your progress. my best was something a little under 11 min.i imagine the 1-mile time should be significantly better than half that
>>177487:36 is my best time ever, but that was a year ago, and I've been running consistently since then. I bet I could hit 7 or 7:15 now; I'd love to run a 6:30 some dayI'm more a casual long distance runner, not a sprinter
>>17785Hi, fatty. For Americans' reference, he just said his peak ever is 7.5mph for two fucking minutes.I can do 9 for two minutes easy and still run afterwards for another 10, and I've got some fat around the stomach
