Hey /fit/.

In the past couple years I've lost 142 pounts, then gained 40 of it back over the past 6 months. I just got back into the gym a few weeks ago and cleaned up my diet almost back to as good as it was when I lost the majority of the weight.

I just feels like it's going a lot slower than it used to. Is that just normal results for beginning an exercise/diet routine? Or does my weightloss/gain affect it any?

Pic unrelated...but hot.

bump, because I am experiencing the same thing right now, except weight gain was only 25-30 back over 2 months

Not on my work laptop (where I'm posting from.) I've posted them before though.

In fact there was a big discussion about why exactly I looked gay in the after picture. lol.

You seem to think that when you get to the target weight you just stop exercising and eat what you want, I got news for you OP

I know...that's why I'm getting back to it. My question wasn't "omg, why am I gaining weight?".
