Hey, seriously here is the plan.
Go to the Gym.....
When you first start don’t be a retard and try and work for like an hour your first time or some dumb shit like that. Get on one of those incline bikes and go for like 15 minutes at level 2 or 3 (they are pretty comfy, or as comfy as it gets). Do this 5 days a week for at least two weeks. Take the weekends off, you need to or you will FAIL. You body will need the two days to get stronger and heal all the damage you have done. Down time is just as important as work out time. Increase it to 20 minutes and one level for 2 more weeks. Keep increasing the time and level every two weeks until you get to 60 minutes and a high level you have to switch machines. If you stay on the same machine your body will get used to it and you will FAIL. Do the X-Trainer and do the same thing type of increases? GO SLOW BUT GO STEADY. This type of program will work.
It will SUCK BALLS all the time and I don’t care how long you do it. It always SUCKS.

I used to be 600 pounds..... I know...... I do every day and have been for 3 years. I have been weight lifting for 9 months now. I am at 240 pounds and only 15% body fat a. And guess what. IT STILL SUCKS. There are no easy answers, it is just HARD WORK.
BUT YOU HAVE TO START SLOW OR YOU WILL FAIL!!! If you can do this I promise your entire life will change in 12 to 18 months.
I did this at 34 years old. I am now 38 and am living with a 23 year old hottie. We both work out 5 days a week.
Let’s talk about diet.
The only thing you can safely do and maintain over the long run is reduce your fat consumption. This is also the easiest thing to count on a label. If you try and drop things like carbs, count calories, or weigh your food you will FAIL. These things are ok in the short term, but become hard or can hurt you after as little as 6 months to a year.

It doesn’t matter what you eat as long as each meal has less that 10 grams of total fat (You need Fat in your diet, but not to much). You have to be strict on this and read the food label. No more that 30 to 40 grams of fat per day depending on how often you eat. The toughest part is snacking. Try Pretzels, Baked Lays or Beef Jerky. Low in fat and satisfies the cravings.
And you MUST drink LOTS of water. Fat passes out of your body in your piss. The more you piss the more you loose, it’s as simple as that. Fat is water-soluble. This doesn’t work if you drink diet pops or any other stuff.

This are my Before and After Pics....

Fellow fatty here, who is slightly less fatty, and instead bought a bike and a cheapo car lighter powered tire pump. Fuck the gym membership costs.

Anyway as OP said, everything you do is going to SUCK for a while. Two weeks or longer until you get used to it. Thats regarding EVERYTHING you begin doing. Start slow, but hold to it mon-fri as OP says. He's a smart man. Listen to him.

I will keep passing on this tip. Fatties. Every time you go to the restroom, and you've washed your hands - grab hold of that open doors knobs, and balance yourself to do 5 half squats. Do this every time you go. In about a month or so you'll be ready to start doing full squats (depending on your bulk), and also have built some muscle to do other things, like walking longer distances, riding regular bikes, etc..

I could not have gotten more active if I did not do that.
