hey fit i have been excersing and going to the gym every week for like half a year now. Im have an ectomorphic so i didnt change that much but i can feel it. I feel strong ( more push ups and running longer) and idk but i think im better looking now :D lol.

Anyways maybe because i have been doing like 1 week serious and then 2 weeks relaxing just work out 1 day which is why i dont see any different.

I am 6'1 and weight 160 pounds. im like the skinny and fat type lol no muscles but with fat. I just made a plan for my workout, what does /fit/ think?

Monday - Legs and Abs
Tuesday - Upper body, everything above the abs
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Rest
Friday - Rest and party
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - Cardio like crazy, all day.

I will post picture of myself if there people are interested. And picture is related, i want to look like that

my main goal is to gain muscles and lose fat at the same time that is why i put 4 rests day between the cardio and weight lifting.

the reason i put the rest between my lifting and cardio is that i want to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. and on the day that i lift weight im not just gonna do 30 minutes, more like 1 hour of intense 5x8

It doesn't work that way.

You need to lose the weight first, then gain muscle, hence the accepted method of bulking and cutting.

I'm ectomorphic as well. It takes lots of healthy food, lots of lifting, and dedication...not breaks. You want to do heavy cardio and lifting on different days, but don't worry about having them on back to back days.
