as already said, just spend most of your time outside. I know anons hate the sunlight but it will keep you up. Exercising is always another thing to do. Caffeine will keep you up for a while but will really bring you down later. Computer seems to get me tired also, i dont know if its the same for you though. If you want your sleeping schedule to be good and if you got the balls to stay up, try sleeping around 8 or 9. You'll wake up early like a normal human
