to all of the fine people of /fit/ i am 19 years old and 6'0 and 220 pounds, and no its not all muscle, i have a rather large gut, and ive been trying to get rid of it for around 3 years, ive been able to get the gym and work out and excersize thing down pretty good and have gotten into routines where i would work out 5-7 days a week, but ive never had the will power to be able to have to diet to make the exersize effective or noticable at all, sure ive been gaining muscle but my diet has been too damn bad, having high fat burgers and sandwiches and soda every day ive tried to cut back on it and for most of a day im able to, having vegetables and some salmon for a meal or a salad for dinner with a piece of grilled chicken on the side, it might not be that great taste wise but its healthy and its something i can stick to, but it seems like theres a part of me that just keeps telling myself that "okay just one more day then no more fast food or fattie foods" and as much as i try to say no i rarely actually dont have something that ruins my diet and exersize throughout the day, and just for refference my work out routine is that i will jog around 3km in a day then go swimming for a round an hour afterwards, then the next day i will go and pump some iron for around an hour and a half, trying to have a full body work out, can /fit/ please help me try and stick to my diet? picture unrelated
