I understand there is a new physical fitness test since I've been out, and I don't know what it is bro, but this should help.
Find out your max pullups. Then do half that number, for each of these, bro.
shoulder width palms in close grip wide grip cliffhangers, 1 set each way
then do 20 regular pushups, 20 diamond, and 20 wide grip. then do 20 dips. then do the whole thing over again. That's pullups workout bro. Periodically test your max so you can adjust accordingly.
Crunches; just do some fuckin abs bro.
Run time. After your long run, do a couple 400 meter sprints as hard as you can. Shit will cut lotsa time off your run, bro.
