When I return to the campus next week, I want to start fitnessing. I have no history doing any body building, and my history as a runner has given me a body like in the pic.

So I come here for advice:
- Should I go to a gym and let those people help me out with a schedule, or are they only after my money?
- How many times/week for max result?

Get a personal trainer to plan a schedule for you. Or if you think you can, then just plan it yourself.

I normally go to the gym 3 times a week - Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. You'll probably experience muscle soreness the day after working out.
