/fit/ I got these things and I wanted to know if I should follow the 2 min drill workouts on the plan or should I be doing something else to get the most out of these things.

They can serve the same purpose as those.

You should follow the instructions, but if it's too tough at first you can change it to accomodate your fitness level

what they are is basically rotating handles ,therefore it works your back and biceps while also working the usual pushup muscles (tri's and pectorals). i dont really feel it in my back that much but in my biceps i get a burn since they are mostly responsible for the rotating action of your arm

I bought the Perfect Pushup (something I regret, but since you can't disassemble it I couldn't really return it) and they're decent pushup bars, but you can do just as good buying cheap non-moving pushup bars.

Regardless, I prefer them over regular pushups with my hands on the floor. I haven't really followed the drills it recommends, but I still can get some good workouts in with them.

These look like a good idea. I can only do pushups on my knuckles because of wrist tendon problems. Of course I would want to try them out before purchasing, but they seem worth checking into.
