Hey fit i'm a 22 year old male, i'm about 6'1'' and i weigh roughly 160. i'm sorta "fat skinny" in the sense that i'm skinny but not in shape at all, i still have flab. anyway, i'm trying to eat healthier in hopes of seeing some sort of change (i'm fine being skinny, i just don't want to be "fat skinny").because of this i've decided to become a vegetarian. i'm not doing this because i think meat is unhealthy, but because i think it's the best way to discipline myself into controlling what i eat. i'm also limiting the sweets i eat as well as not eating high fructose corn syrup (will add fat like crazy).do you guys have any similiar stories? should i do a simple exercise routine with this? i've been meaning to at least just do push-ups (i want to do something i can do in the comfort of my own home but also see results). again i'm not trying to get bigger, i'd just like to be more in shape.tl;dr - skinny fat vegetarian maybe pushups or something?
read the book "Skinny Bitch". You'll probably be able to find it at the library because it was a really big seller. I flipped through it at the bookstore and thought it was actually pretty funny and the information in it is accurate as well
or "Burn the fat, feed the muscle".After I tried soy milk, I can't drink cow milk anymore, the taste just disgusts me, I guess I was always lactose intolerant without knowing it.
>>245170You're an idiot. Everyone is lactose intolerant. Also, I'm a pescaterian. I suggest eating fish. To be a true vegetarian, is to be vegan and that very hard to do.
