OK Power:Weight ratio time!

How many of the following extreme bodyweight exercizes can you do? (don't feel bad if you can't do any, they're the peak of difficult calusthenics)

Height: 6 foot
Weight: 161 pounds

Pistol Squats: 12
Muscle Ups: 5
One Arm Pushups: 3
Handstand Pushups: 6
One arm chinups: 1
Dragon Flags: 5
To me if you are 6 foot and 190 pounds of muscle, yet have no power, you are a waste. If you can squat 100kg yet your knees aren't trained to do a 1 legged squat, you are a waste.

I'm a waste! Whooo!

I'm 6 foot, 11 stone.
I can only do 7 dragon flags, I have no upper body at all.All my strength is in my lower legs and abdomen which is covered by a layer of flab :(
I'm intrigued by these pistol squats though, how do you do them?

Never even heard of these, I need an I-Beam.

A pistol squat is a 1 legged squat while having your second leg out in front of you:

180 cm
74 kg

Pistol squats : 12 on right leg, 16 on left (broke my right leg some years ago, only on extreme efforts is the difference apparent)
Muscle ups : never tried that, have to
One arm pushups : 6 on either arm
Hanstand pushups (with legs extended) : 11
One arm chinups : 0 :( I suck at chin ups
Dragon flags : 4 (ditto, have to work on that)

Never a formal session in a gym in my life !

A waste? What the fuck would I need to do any of that for?

Intelligence is much more important than strength in this day and age.

Pistol Squats: 2 per leg
Muscle Ups: 1, with some struggling
One Arm Pushups: 0
Handstand Pushups: 2
One arm chinups: 0, but getting close
Dragon Flags: wut?

Yeah, still a beginner to this realm despite a year of serious strength training and a lean 145 lbs.

I've never really tried any of these before. I couldn't try muscle ups or one arm chin ups because I have nothing to do them from.

Height: 185cm
Weight: 63kg

Pistol Squats: 2, both legs (Those are fucking hard...)
One Arm Pushups: 2 left arm, only 1 right arm (Bad shoulder is partly why)
Handstand Pushups: 4
Dragon Flags: 6

I also had trouble balancing... I have crappy balance.

Lol, superiority complex. Compensate harder!

Yep, especially when you have to move 50 kg, when you want to carry your gf because it's one of the think she likes, if you want to keep your balance on icy ground (back muscles ftw), if your studies requires a good physical condition (like mine, field trips in geology are not always strolls).

Your need for compensation fails to realise that the two aren't mutually exclusive.

I don't think that's really healthy.
Especially that one leg thing is putting a lot of stress on joints/tendons.

Height: 182cm
Weight: 117

Pistol Squats: 6 right, 5 left
Muscle Ups: first time I heard of 'em
One Arm Pushups: 3
Handstand Pushups: nope
One arm chinups: nope
Dragon Flags: 4

Always been huge, but what I want is raw functional strength, and the fact that I can barely do any chinups and generally have problems with my own weight, fucking shames me.

Any tips regarding how to increase power in these things, but as it is right now I've just put my mind on doing hundreds of pushups and whatnot as often as possible?
