I've got a question,
you know how when you become thirst you're already dehydrated. well what about hunger, at what point does my body start to eat its own protein?

As soon as your body is not digesting anything it begins to take away from your body. It is always using energy, even when you are sleeping. That's why it's important to always have food in your stomach and excersize every day. Never go hungry.

This is ridiculous. Maybe if you stuff yourself all day. The whole point of fat loss is using more calories than you consume. If you can balance a reasonable amount of calories throughout the day then there is no problem. In fact, it'll just speed up your metabolism and burn more.
