Yeah, it seems like you're committed if thats the case. I just dont want you to start toning up and then be left with big BALL shoulders (fats going to come off your midsection in a big way, but not really your shoulders).
Go on up to 30 lb, you are probably taller than me anyway. Just vary up your routine alot, get creative with the exercises, and when it comes to side extensions- go back to using the 25's. You can do alot with dumbells... standing up, laying down on your back, doggy style (lifting up the 30's up and to the side, will really work your back)
