Creatine increases work capacity in the anaerobic range. Thus it will nto make you jog farther and not automatically make you huge. Excess creatine is pee'd out anyway not processed by the body so theres little harm done.
Depending on what you mean by results it may or may not do what you want. It will not make you more defined, ripped or lowerbody fat. It will allowyou to lift heavier weights for more repetitions and be less sore the next day. so it can be veryhelpful for muscle growth.
