I'm fairly new to /fit/ and I keep on hearing to do squats for every single little problem. Seems to be a meme around here. The times that the posts do seem serious, I'm not exactly sure what it's meant by a squat. Do you guys mean just regular old squats using nothing but your body, or an exercise that requires weights/equipment?
