your schedule is full of win.

Are you trying to loose weight? If not, I'd recommend just making saturday a rest day as well.

I'd add some squatz in there some more (single them out because they are shitawesome) and you'll be good to go.

You're a man of good tastes...

Swim on Sunday.

Stronglifts already has a heavy squatz component. Or was I making the mistake of taking this seriously.

9/10 things you do on 4chan are a mistake, that being one.

slow it down, bra'. you gotta let them guns build bra'. why not turn one of the HIIT sessions into a slower continious recovery run, get the blood moving and freshen up the guns bra'.

I don't believe you can do this schedule, unless you're eating a metric-fuck-ton of food everyday.

I see. So if I turned lets say the thursday HIIT session into a continuous recovery run, what exactly would I do on that day? I tried to look it up, but to no avail. Is it just a regular lifting day but lighter or something?

Well I certainly don't eat as much as say, professional bodybuilders or athletes, but I usually try to eat as much as I can, up until I can't muster eating another bite. Are you saying that maybe working out almost every day might be detrimental to my gains?

Also thanks for the responses.
