since winter i got me a swimmer-type body; by summer i hope to exchange it for a brad-pitt-in-fight-club body.
just bought some bulk up powder - 1650 calories per serving, 50-70g of protein depending on whether i dilute it with milk, along with 200g+ of complex carbs, added vitamines and creatine and i didnt bother reading the rest. shame i got strawberry though, shitsux.
