What works for you to help cope with anxiety.
I suffer extremely from it.
I have panic attacks constantly.
Can you suggest any herbal supplements.
I'm not going to take prescription drugs.

Yes, well I would prefer not to be dependent on a prescription drug.
Besides the fact I don't have medical insurance-
I wouldn't be able to get them anyway.

then again, they smoked way too much, but i think a moderate dose now and then will help with anxiety

WRONG. It depends on the person. Weed actually brought out my anxiety condition. 2nd time i tried it, i had a 3 hour long nervous breakdown that felt like one giant panic attack. After that night, i was never the same. Here i am 2 years later and i've only managed to keep it under control with exercise. Panic attacks are gone but my heart rate goes way up when i'm even slightly anxious about something.

QFT. Same shit happened for me but its only been a year or so. Though i've recovered rather well by setting clear goals for my life and keeping a rather normal rhythm through the weeks. Also my friends helped quite a bit with it, being able to talk 'n stuff, that shit is helpful.

My mental health problems were thanks to my schooling days of being left in a room for half my highschool year and women being evil sluts, now that i am attractive i just lothe all women and they are the cause for most social anxietys.

So weekends i go out at around the time filthy whores come back from clubs drunk, i go out with my balaklava on waiting for them to walk off alone and give them the beating of a lifetime then run home and jack off.

I had some pretty intense anxiety for a while, i couldn't walk through doorways sometimes. I missed classes and meals because of it. I ended up seeing someone about it, but really it usually boils down to some other condition and all in all the best advice i could have for you is "lighten up." good luck.

Same guy here, I should add...
I've been exercising the past 3 weeks 5-6 days of the week and it's really helped out with calming the random anxiety and jitter attacks.

Anxiety is a product of your mind. Try not to build up too many items of importance in your brain, when you feel like you're getting too caught up, just take a second to organize your thoughts and put the things that are truly worth worrying about in the front and leave the rest behind. It's just your head, you've got all the control you need w/o drugs

i suffer from it to. i take perscription drugs but they don't really work. i get all the xanax i need, but it would quickly become an addiction without sdelf control. i have found that the more you exercise the better you feel. if you smoke pot, it will also give you attacks. long relaxed stretching and a little 5 htp supplement should def. help.

Your not gonna find a fucking tea to cure your anxiety.
Smoke dope. Get use to it. You wont be paranoid. Just become familar with the drug. Thats the only HERBAL solution i can offer you.

But heres my advice. WORK OUT.
