/fit/, I'm gonna start my diet and exercise program on Monday (gotta go shopping and get all the stuff). I have chronic fatigue syndrome so I'm not able to work or go to school but I have to do something to get better. What do you think about these meals to start with? I'm trying to lose as much body fat as possible.

Pic kind of related.
This isn't about cooking, it's about the quality of the meals I've laid out, so I'm putting it here.

Breakfast 1:
2 egg whites cooked like an omelet with fresh herbs (basil, parsley, green onions or something) plus a veggie.

Breakfast 2:
1 serving of oatmeal with 2% milk plus a fruit (blue berries, sliced banana, apples, ect)

Lunch 1:
Grilled or smoked fish (flounder, maybe tuna, Spanish mackerel, whatever I'm catching locally at the beach) with lemon juice and veggies like carrots, broccoli, asparagus.

You have chronic fatigue syndrome? I have chronic fatigue syndrome and I hold down a full-time job, go to school full-time, and find time to party one weekends sometimes.

You don't -only- suffer from chronic fatigue syndrome, this is some epic shit, or it's some epic bullshit.

Then it obviously hasn't hit you very hard or you were in phenomenal shape before hand. I have to have 10-12 hours of sleep every night in order to be able to function on a very small level. I just got back from a trip to the beach over the weekend and I haven't been able to do much other than cook and walk my dog a bit. From what my doctor said that's fairly common, as is not being able to work or go to school.

Chronic fatigue faggotry aside (yes, I was diagnosed with it too), that looks like a FUCKING AMAZING diet.

Thanks. I like cooking and it really is pretty easy to cook healthy. Just gotta pull together some flavors. Since I have the fresh caught fish in my fridge I think it's going to be fairly cheap as well. I'll use canned pineapples and peaches, but fresh when possible.

is poor sleep your only symptom? I only ask because I was diagnosed with CFS for a year before getting a second opinion. Turns out I have sleep apnea

Diet looks good on paper. Are you going to be able to execute it? I would suggest making up some simple, easy freeze, meals for days you can't drag yourself to the stove 6 times.

Oh no, I have it all. I'm on 16 vitamin supplements and sleeping pills(to keep me on a regular schedule) a day.
Thankfully I don't have fibromyalgia that is often associated with it (well I had 7 of the 11 needed spots to hurt to be diagnosed with it...). I did do the sleep apnea test as well and it was negative. (plus everything else you can think of except heart tests, which the initial tests to send me to a heart doctor were fine...my family doctor doesn't believe in CFS and put me through everything you could imagine to try to find a diagnosis).

I think I will. A lot of it is just tossing it together and eating. I will probably wind up baking or pan frying the grilled foods some because of the length of time it takes, but I am already planning on cooking 2 or 3 portions of the same meal and refrigerating the extra for meals the next couple of days. That should cut down on time, just throw the plate in the microwave and eat.
