I'm also trying to do the cutting phase.But I hear a lot of people saying they avoid bread when trying to lose weight.Then how do you get the recommended servings of the bread, cereal, rice, and pasta group (the very bottom of the food pyramid)?Since pasta is also regarded as a bad food to eat when trying to lose weight.Do you guys just eat lot of wheat cereals and brown rice everyday or something to fill the serving requirement of whole grains?
