doing any type of dip gives me the feeling that I'm majorly damaging components of my shoulder
just dipping between two chairs until my arms form a 90 degree angle a couple times, and then standing up, makes my shoulders feel like I did something wrong.
Is this normal and can I keep doing dips, or does my bone structure suck. Or is there actually some form required to do it properly?
