asian here, wanting to obtain nigger hops to dunk. I'm quite tall for an asian (6'1), but my vertical is barely 2 feet; can't touch rim yet.I do SQUATZ and CURLZ 4 DA GIRLZ.What other exercises should I do, /fit/?pic unrelated, yet awesome.
