The problem is, I'm a very lazy person by nature, and I never exercise.I'm 18 years old, and I weigh about 220 pounds. The main thing I want to accomplish is to get rid of my manboobs and lose a bit of the oversized gut I have...Can anyone make some suggestions as to some simple, but effective exercises I could do, possibly even at home or in my bedroom, that would help me lose weight?
