You could focus on isolation excercises; figure about 3 for bicep, 3 for tricep. I would strongly recommend instead incorporating a full body routine though. Short explanation: tearing muscle releases chemicals and hormones which trigger muscle growth all over. Largest muscles are those of the legs, butt, back, and chest. So doing squats, dead lifts, and bench presses will help you gain muscle all over.
