Give a brief explanation as to why you are fat or overweight and are not doing anything about it.

21/M/Ok,
Not really "FAT", but I still consider myself overweight.
I'm 6.4'' 200Lb. I am relatively thin everywhere but my lower gut and legs. I have like a tiny annoying gut that is large enough to be noticible without a shirt on, but not enough to even see with a shirt on. It doesnt stop me from taking my shirt off, but i know its noticible. I could be exerczing properly and be done with it yet I still sit on my ass and brows 4chan and play videa gaems instead. I have stopped drinking soda, (Highly recommended to other anons) which has helped me loose 15 lb with less junk food and slight exercise every other day. I ma happy to do pushups and situps and squats, but I just dont like to run. If I did, im sure I would be fit in a month or less. I am just a lazy SOB.

I'm 6'3" and 205.

At first when I bulked up 50lbs to 205 I was chubby. I lowered my food intake a bit and now I've lost 3" off my waist while remaining the same weight.

So now I'm 205 with a six pack and it was easy.

Stop complaining about fat loss you wastes of life.

20/m, 5'10 and 155'lbs. Used to be 165, then I took a job doing manual labor, started doing crunches and pushups daily, and got down to maybe 150. I was happy about that, and started nominally looking around for a gym/martial art to start, since I wanted something more exciting than just exercise. Then I quit my job because it took a turn for the shitty and I needed time for school, and I never started my workout up again after having my wisdom teeth out. That was maybe two months ago.

I'm really starting to feel it now; I had signed up for gym classes at uni but they were all canceled due to low enrollment. I've started thinking about what to do and that's why I'm on /fit/.

So that's my story!
