Sup /fit/Been training seriously for about 6 months now and I've lost a lot of the fat around my waist area. Problem is that now whenever i lift my arm or breath in my ribs stick out quite noticeably. Is there any way I can train the muscles over my rib cage to stop them from showing up all the time because it is very ungainly. Thanks in advance
