So, it's my rest week coming up. The week after, I'll be starting another 8 week, 3x a week program, which I'll design based around your suggestions.

What should I work harder on in the coming 8 weeks?

More of the same, to be honest. You're looking pretty good now. There's a good balance between size and definition. Adding much more muscle mass or trying to strip off more fat will honestly just make you look a bit freakish.
(Just as long as your legs are up to scratch).

delts. Massive delts are win.
I think my delts are whats best looking on me, and i'm not even ripped or anything, but they do make me appear stronger then I am.. Love the broad shouldered look.

Lifting seriously for about 2 years. I've been dabbling since I was 15 or so, but am 20 now.

I don't know my BF%, but, it's pretty low.
