It's very good. The slower you heart rate, the better. Higher RHR means it is working harder and that is not good for the heart. Of course, be logical. If your heart rate is drpping to 20 bpm then maybe you've got a problem. However, there are many variables to this as well. Some people just naturally have high BPM. Lowest I ever recorded mine was 60 and i exercise quite frequently. Some people I know never workout, are fat and out of shape and have a resting heart rate of 40.
Definatley keep up the good work, seems like you're really working yourself into good health.
