I've decided to split my whole body workout in 2 instead of 3. For those who already do it, how are the parts of your body seperated? (for best workout and recovery) What are the key excercices for someone who has like an hour to train?

day 1 bi, back, legs - compound-rows, deadlifts, chinups, calf-raises. day 2 tri, shoulder, chest, abs- benches, shoulder fly, leg raiser, crunches.
