you know whtas awesome?knowing that it doesn't take much to stay in shape.I lost about 40 lbs and now all it takes to stay the way i am is walking for 45 minutes every, on a treadmill with incline aat 3.5 mph.also, i do three days of calisthenics, seperated to focus on upper body, lower body, and core/balance.it's such a relief from the 1-2 hrs workouts i was doing to lose wieght.oh yeah, solid diet FTW.just wanted to express how happy i am now that im not a fat fuck.
agreed. power walking is how my brother lost 80 pounds. he walks four miles every morning in 1 hour.
