try to bring the bar to the bottom of the rib cage or the middle ab area. I was drawing the bar up to like my pecs, and it was hitting my shoulders more than my lats. Started drawing the bar up to a lower spot on my chest and it started hitting my lats a lot harder.

Hmmh, I've been bringing it just under the pecs like a bench press. That might be it.

I always do military press before rows though. one would think I would notice if delts were hit.

Fuck I don't even know where it hits me. It seems so heavy but I can't spot the muscles that do the work.
