This is a reply to all those threads that start with "can't afford a gym card, how does I excercise at home???!!"Step 1: One jump (from full squat right up in the air, as high up as you can)Step 2: One push up (with proper form, from the knees if you're weak)Step 3: One sit-upRepeat all of above except do 2 jumps, 2 push-ups, 2 sit-ups.Repeat again, succesively adding one more rep on every excercise, until you're up at ten jumps, push-ups and sit-ups.If you're not sweaty and really warm/exhausted by now, you are either doing it wrong or you're in really good shape. Do it faster and repeat (starting again from one rep) until point of collapse.This excercise does not take alot of space, but it brings up your heart rate, trains your muscles somewhat and can be done in front of the tv, so you don't need to miss the lastest season of top model.
