looks allright. perhaps lose the peanut butter and add oats. You really dont want or need much fat in the morning and your insulin levels are typically low since you just woke up. or are you on keto? if so, be sure you carb load on weekends

Not on anything.

How many squats? I didnt really mention it, but I normally do about 40 curls with each arm with a 10 pound weight. then a 25 pound weight, but supported with both arms.

Also do lat dips on my chair, and about 30 squats holding the 25 pound weight.

I seem to be getting about 150-200 grams of protien daily.
