Nothing wrong, good food. The only thing is that it is expensive to put them in your diet. I only eat steaks the weekendsSome people might complain about the fat, if you are worried about that just cut the visible fat first.
I eat Kobe beef every day, right before I do 20 sets of squats, also performed every day.
Good for protien/creatine, just eat a balanced amount of other shit and you're fine.Also, don't eat that much.
