To all the fatties out there: don't worry if you're lazy, as long as you cut your daily intake by say 500 kcal exercise is not really needed. I've lost 66 lbs this way.Sure, exercise brings other benefits, but if your goal is to just lose weight you can skip it.

If you want to lose weight extremely fast, chop off your legs.
IF you want half the weight you lose to be from muscle, sure.
i lost weight this way while also drinking heavily every night
6 months? Well, a friend of mine was about to do this very thing and lost 60 lb in a year. Not fucking bad for doing pretty much nothing.
If you eat a diet that is healthy but simply has a calorie deficit, I don't see why you would lose too much muscle. Especially if you still consume a great deal of protein to help maintain the muscle that you have.
