I stick with Vodka tonics or a Tom Collins mix myself. I use diet club soda's for each mix but the sweet & sour or collins mixers itself is high in sugars and 160 calories. Vodka I'm really not sure of its contents calorie wise but with any booze its surely not healthy.

Repeat after me: Diets are dumb.
You need a change in lifestyle, not a schtick that you do for a month.

I drink this stuff every day, and I am as nice as I have ever been.

also, youre at a party, unless you party like 4 times a week, dont worry about what you drink. have a good time.

Low carb full strength beers are the way to go as far as im concerned. Around 100 calories per bottle, so its easy to keep track too

If you're trying to stay healthy or lose weight, you shouldn't drink alcohol at all. First of all, its a lot more calories than people realize, and second the chemical reactions slow your metabolism.

but if we sticky it, it captures and repeats the stupid for everyone to see. it can get annoying. and i've almost never seen anything stickied here, so u really think that will happen?

you can drink as much as you want at a party without breaking your diet or gaining weight if you first get the seeds of 30 apricots (not the pit, but the thing inside the pit, its a pain in the ass to break them all open, but in the long run worth it because of the amount of working out it will save you) and eat them before you hit the bottle.
