Hey /fit/, i have a few questions in reguards to opinions about the body
So ill just kind of list them
1.Im 6'-6'1" and about 120-130lbs, but sometimes i feel like i eat too much to stay that way
2. Anything i can do just around the house to get rid of some of the extra skin i have
3. All of the people in my family on my dad's side are similar with the very tall, very thin, build. And like my dad i eat a lot and havent seem to grow out of it, just like him. so the question is, is this normal?
4. Sorry to ask this i know its kind of a stupid question and has probably already been asked, but can too much fapping really cause baldness? I read that and it peaked my interest but i didnt see a clear answer.
So anyone have any ideas/thoughts?

1. I don't actually see a question there. If your weight is stable, you're eating the amount you need.
2. DIY projects. Put up some drywall or something. Otherwise no, go jogging.
3. Genetics, motherfucker.
4. Nope, religionazi myth.

3. It's called genetics. I used to be 6'0 and 110 pounds and thought I "couldn't get out of it". Sure you'll have to put more effort than others but it's very very possible. I'm 140 now and I'm still going up, so don't think it's impossible to gain weight. It just takes some proper research (don't listen to douchebags who just tell you "STUFF UR FACE LIFT SUM WEIGHTZ") and some will power.

There's a big difference between a good diet with proper strength training and eating as much as you can every meal with CURLZ.
>> Basal Metabolic Rate RSI guy !HjbWRiSTJ.

1. to verify your first question?, if you really want to know, try counting *all* the calories you consume for a three days. a 1 day snapshot isn't enough, it might be skewed. pick two weekdays, and 1 weekend. if you succeed, go on to profits following.

BMR. basal metabolic rate. for your height, weight, and assumed age of i let's say 18 or whatever, you need at least 1700 calories per day to do absolutely nothing. you need to multiply that by some small amount if your working out, something like 1.2-1.8, depends, i forget, too lazy right now.

google BMR, second hit is the calculator

1. You are definately a very skinny person. Looks like you have a naturally skinny and slender build. Dude, be happy. It's easier to gain weight than lose it.

2. If you have "Extra skin" your best bet is to fill it with something... aka muscle :P. Weight train to build muscle and I don't think your excess skin will give you any trouble. I don't see anything in the pic anyhow :P

3. IT's totally normal. Every family tree is different. Some are squat and fat. Others are midranged, others are tall and skinny. Some are tall and heavyset and these people become football players, haha. Don't worry you're totally normal.

4. No. It does absolutely nothing to your hair.

You look very much like you're on the skinny side. Once you start exercising and weight training, it's time to eat some protein and build some weight.

dude, you need a face shot, you're fuckin' hot!
>> Squatz !WAY7yC.BQI
0: Chunky dumbbells on a wooden floor makes me sad.
1: You must be built to be really skinny.
2: To get rid of excess skin, have surgery. To fill out excess skin, put on muscle.
3: It's not "normal". Normal today is obese. But it's not bad, either.
4: When you orgams oxycotin is released. Oxycotin stimulates metabolism of testosterone to 5-alpha-dihydrotestosterone, which is linked to male pattern baldness. Unfortunately endocrinology is never that simple, so the only real answer I can give is that it's possible.

Don't know what you're talking about now do you?

I think what you are is a hard gainer...some good weight lifting, protein, and extra sleep should solve it.

And yes you should be thankful because you'll build muscle before you build fat if you put in even a minimal amount of effort.
