Cardio: Before or after weights? Anonymous
I'm losing weight and just wondering if it's better to be lifting before or after a cardio session?

I've heard it both ways on here, but I lift, then do cardio. Get the blood pumping and in the mood to go run 2 miles. If you're tired from cardio you can't lift as much.

I don't think it really matters. Then again you'll probably have more energy and be able to lift more if you lift first.

People have to stop asking for specific advice, and get out there and try this shit for themselves.
OP should get off his fat arse and try different combos out, and see what works best.

Doesn't fucking matter. Generally whatever you do first will improve the quickest, as you will probably have more energy to spend, meaning you'll end up getting tired quicker on the second activity.

YMMV. Might as well try both for some time and see what works best, fucker.
