LOOSE WEIGHT Anonymous
Ok. I want to loose weight. Not build musles much right now, just loose weight. I'm not overly fat or anything, but a bit too much around me.

I don't want to go to a gym since it's too far away. I have one of these in the picture. It should be good enough to help me loose sum weight, right?

Also, what should I eat? I have IBS, so I can't go on a super-diet, cause then I will feel like shit. I heard that carrots are good as snack, since I often eat popcorns and shit since I want something to eat all the time.

Please give me advice.

I have always done that. I may drink well drink over 3 litres/day. Is that really good? If so, then I guess it has kept me from gaining more weight.

Any suggestions of what I should eat? As I said, I have IBS. If you don't know what that is, that is fine. You just need to know that I have to eat at least 6 times a day, or my stomach will start to feel like hell.

What food can I eat lots of, and still loose weight with?

Also, if you need to eat so many times a day (I don't know much about IBS, so please feel free to smack me if this is a stupid suggestion..) you could try a protein shake or bar as a meal replacer-- for instance, 3 real meals a day, and 3 replacers spaced througout your day..

The thing is, I have to keep something in my stomach all the time. So I need to eat stuff that fills it up a lot, but doesn't make me fat. :)

Thanks for the suggestions though, I'll look into it. Maybe if I use something like that, and add lots of just regular vegetables?

Machines are not always necessary. Walking around instead of driving is some good exercise, not to mention the time it gives to think and enjoy scenery/peoplewatching. If stress is another cause of fat, this is also (at least in my opinion) one of the better stressbusters out there.

High intensity interval training. Burns fat effectively, which is what I think you're going for since "weight" is just numbers.

Thanks for the tip. I don't drive, since I don't have a car. I walk whenever I have to go somewhere.

I also like to take long walks, but in Sweden it's too cold outside this time of the year. ;)
