I wasn't losing weight for 2 months eating 1500cals a day and running an hour a day
Last 2 weeks I went to like 4 parties and ended up eating cake on 4 of those, I had fatty boardwalk peanut oil fried fries, boardwalk hotdogs, a huge hamburger, and quite a bit of candy

And I lost 4 pounds

your metabolism got used to how many calories you were eating and the exercise you were doing. The stuff you ate made your metabolism go OH FUCK OH FUCK OH FUCK OH FUCK. It therefore started digesting stuff like it did when you were a fatty, and it made you loose weight again.
