I took the advice you guys gave me (lowering reps, upping weights, HIIT) and changed the routine to this:From 4x15 to 4 x 8From 75lb bench to 110lbFrom 45lb bicep burl to 70lbFrom 95lb hip adductor/abductor to 140lbFrom 80lb compound row to 120lbFrom 90lb leg press to 120lb15 minutes of 30-30 HIIT (every other day)I felt a nice burn at the end of the routine, unlike what I'd been feeling with my high-rep, medium weight plan.Comment too long.
