I don't want to make muscle gains at the moment, eventually, but not at the moment, right now I just want to lose this fat so I can start building the body I want. I like the way your diet is planned out, however, I don't think I'll be having "treats" My main question now is will I lose faster than on my low calorie diet, which I expect to even out at about 8lbs a month here shortly, or would I see faster gains, in a healthier manner if I go keto.
