eh, my weight training and fitness and condition teacher is a rugby player, and accomplished chiropractor and has studied sports medicine rather extensively. he says the general consensus of what healthy is, is at least 20 minutes of moderate to intense exercise a day.

Assuming you are male, that's high. You would probably do well to lose some fat and gain some muscle.
