Hey /fit/. Considering this is also a health bored im looking for some advice. Over the past 1-2 Weeks my knee on my left leg, or more like the joint has been acting up. Everytime I put my weight on it, I get this aching sensation and pain. I've been trying to stretch it out, but it won't go away. I'm also trying to not put too much stress on it but even after a few days its still there. I'm thinking of seeing a doctor to see whats up, but before I go for a check up i want some opinions and how I could fix up my knee.

I'm guessing your wondering what I could do to make it start acting up, well was doing this regiment that involvled alot of high impact to my knees and i would be doing that for 2 hours a day. So i'm guessing that would have hurt my body pretty bad. So yeah, what should I do /fit/?

There's too many things that can be wrong with your knee without, and I wouldn't know without being able to see it.

Here's a website with a list and descriptions of common knee injuries:

same thing that cane be applied to most threads:

stop doing that shit, go see a doctor

Well from reading those descriptions, I might be having Runners knee, or I have Torn Meniscus. Either way I'm going to try and rest up my knee and follow that advice. And if it doesn't let up I'll just see a doctor.
