Doing stronglifts right now. Just finished week 3.
About the bench press, I've read that barbell bench press creates uneven pecs/arms since one arm could be doing more work than the other.

So, should I switch to dumbbell bench presses? Or continue with the barbell ones and if I need to switch to dumbbells?

Pic Unrelated.

One side is ALWAYS going to be doing more work than the other, but it won't grow any faster as long as you don't lift more weight with your dominant side than with your non-dominant side. Barbell bench press is fine.

Give dumbbells a try, yeah. Both arms have an individual weight to lift. I've noticed, too, that when I bench my right side pushes a bit more because I am right handed.

Switch to dumbbell presses if you are that worried, they are just as beneficial.

I've noticed the opposite. I'm right handed but I keep seeming to lift certain things more with my left hand. My right pec is bigger, my right bicep looks more defined, my right triceps extends more outward... I don't like it because my left side is actually weaker than my right side. It's annoying.

Your body probably never can and therefore never will be 100% symmetrical.
Look at every pro bodybuilder, its just the way humans have evolved.
