How do I lost 33 lbs(or in normal language 15 kgs) of fats if I weight 86 kgs(189 lbs for amerifags) of them 30 kgs fat(66 lbs)?
I has only 4-5 months to do that. Help pl0x!

Hi guys!
You see I have a problem, I don't excercise at all. I don't eat much too, but when I eat, sometimes, I eat all the wrong meals. And my daily calories intake can be from 500 to 3500 and I know it's bad. I have an electronic weights that pass an electric current through me and calculate my fat mass somehow. As I said I weight 189 lbs and I really want to lose half of my fats at least(33 lbs) but I have a deadline of 5 months, middle of November. Can you please help, /fit/? I'm always open to suggestions.

I am REALLY tired of reading this same shit over and over. When i started out,i didnt even bother checking /fit/, i went to google and read through several websites, wikipedia, cross checked it with other sources to confirm them then plan my diet & exercise. So far i have posted on the basis of about 30:1, being 30 helping people/insulting them and 1 post asking a question i cant find out easily from google.

a proper diet (where you don't lose too much muscle) loses you about 1 kg per week, basically keep your calorie intake ~1000kcal under your required calorie intake and avoid high carbohydrate foods (which lead to high insulin levels and fat being stored)
