See if you can do squats inside of a sauna for maximum health benefits.

Ok, that's a good start.

Now, have you ever heard of HIIT? If not, google it. Anyway, you should start with 2-3 sets of squats at 5 or so reps, then immediately move onto HIIT; continue with 5 times a week, and you will begin to near your ideal state.

saunas are the shit. i use them during wrestling season to cut weight during the christmas holidays because i eat so much during that holiday and thanksgiving that if i didnt like run in full sweats in the sauna id be like 6 lbs over y weight class. but be careful that you dont pass out if you exercise in one, make sure to go in with friends so that if you do they can take you out. (learned this from experience... its not fun)

Is there really any other reason to use a sauna unless you have to drop water weight really fast for some reason?

Clears pores, gives clean skin.

Also, increases heart rate, blood flow, cardiovascular health, and also improves recovery.

That's why.

yes they are fun, feel great, help you lose weight (especially if you go in one right after you exercise because it keeps your sweat pumping) , and they are very beneficial to your skin i think (not sure about this) because they clean out your pores or something like that. Im not sure about that last one but i heard it somewhere, but if someone else knows thats true please verify it or say its not true if it isnt.

Here is more information dredged up from the bowels of google on how to use a sauna.

You should do it for about 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times a week. It should be done 3-6 hours after a workout, but NEVER directly after (no reason for the ban on directly after given, but I suspect it is due to your body already being exhausted, and not needing more stimulus).

Make sure to stay hydrated, and have a decent level of electrolytes and salts.

You can also use it in hot-cold cycles, by sauna, then going to a cold shower. This is the same as just doing a hot-cold shower cycle, but it involves a sauna, and provides the same benefits to recovery.
