sup /fitI recently graduated from law school and decided I no longer wanted to be a huge turd. In the seven years since high school I have put on about 70 pounds. 6'4'' 260.So, I started hitting the gym every other day, then it was every other day, and then it felt like my left foot exploded. I kept working out, and it only got worse. Eventually, the back of my heel became numb, and when I tried to stretch my calf, the pain felt like a ripping.I took two weeks off, tried ice, ibuprofen, and it started hurting less, but the numbness never went away. A med student friend of mine said this was normal for the amount of exercise I just suddenly started, but it does not hurt on the bottom of my foot, which would be a plantar fasciitis issue.Normal? I'm trying out new shoes to make sure that wasn't the issue.
fuck working out. get liposuction.

Why didn't you just go to the doctor? You should be able to afford it Mister "I went to law school."
Maybe you ruptured your achilles tendon?
