Sup /fit/

Just did my first ever HIIT session on my exercise bike.

Used two minutes two warm up and then did 30 second intervals of high intensity and low intensity, reached 15 minutes overall.

I'm guessing I did it right cause I now feel like I'm going to die I'm so tired. Sweat waterfalls, the lot.

So, what should I eat now I'm done?
Haven't got much food in at the minute, will I be okay having some porridge oats or something? wouldnt want to ruin my efforts.

Also, should I do this again tomorrow, or have a rest day?

Come on /fit/

Help me on this one.
I know not to eat for about an hour, but wtf should I eat when that time is up?

Hmm.... well I don't know. Something healthy. Not too many calories. Have any vegetables and meat that you could cook up together? You could get some lean chicken, slice it up, some spinach, onions, tomatoes, and then down a shit load of water.

Whey powder is infamous on these boards
Btu I don't quit eknwo how nescessary it is geared to my diet, so here's myd iet.

I RARELY eat Breakfast, which is a bad idea I konw, I don't eat lunch eihter.
I consistantly have a decent meal (7 days a waek) consisting of Meat, Carbs and Vegetables, such meats as pork, suvlaki, chickenz, etc.

So with that in mind, is it nescessary to have a protie nsupliment?
I alos drink lots of milk.

If you're going to eat something like that, why even bother exercising?

Well do you eat this before working out? Or after? And what time of the day do you have said meal? Do you have three meals a day or only two?
