This is me after a workout.
after fucking around with a few programs, i decided to just stick to bulking till the end of the year then cut in time for spring break and such.
I know i am i am a fatass (around 25% bodyfat), yet at my weight (around 263, give or take), i have a decent amount of lean mass (about 195 at 6'2 tall).

The question is - what are the best methods of fat loss while retaining lean mass, what are the books that i should check out, etc. Just got my hands on feed the muscle burn the fat, and it seems to make sense. Any other recommendation? Anything will help.
