I'd like to see if I can get big on a solely vegetarian diet. No, I'm not apetafag, I just want to see if I can get enough nutrition to grow large without the help of meat. I'd just divestraight into this but I am worried I won't be able to get enough protein for growing massive sqaut legs. What are thebest sources of protein that don't involve meat? No supplements or pills. That would prove that I can't get big onjust a vegetarian diet and need help. In which case, I'd just rather eat meat.
