ok /fit/ i'm trying to do as many push ups as i can but i'm not sure how to go about it. should i do as many as i can in the morning and afternoon/evening every day, every other day or what? just starting out i can only do about 35 in 45 seconds and my arms kinda hurt. pic unrelated
Work on upper body strength at the same time. Start lifting weights and alter your diet if you are a skinnyfag to start putting on muscle.
