It's just water weight. And it should count towards your weight. Keep drinking lots of water.
water is necessary to break down food. if anything, it should speed up metabolism.
Water will not make you fat. If your body knows it's getting enough water it will stop holding so much as well. It is needed for metabolism and other shit. Drinking a lot of water will not slow down your weight loss.
