ololololol

Truth. About the only two veggies you can successfully get away with in a truly low carb diet is spinach and broccoli. They have carbs, but some really good beneficial stuff.

I just lost 10 pounds on a no to low carb diet (losing some fat I gained over my birthday). Also, unless you bought ground turkey and made it burgers yourself, you probably just ate some shitty carbs (if they were preformed frozen shit).

Wrong. The majority of the carbs you find in vegetables like carrots/peas is in the form of dietary fibre, which your system cannot digest.

Also, I lost about 12kg on a no carb diet, shit was SO cash

Ground flax seed and egg white pancakes with sugar free syrup.
Sugar alcohol+lots of fiber= a really bad morning.

Of which, a large percentage is cellulose. Unless you're a bovine, wut?

While you're right for most veggies, you picked the two with the most sugar for your example.

WRONG. Carrots and peas also come with more sugars than spinach or broccoli. I'm not talking about just fiber here. When you eat low carb, it's not good to avoid fiber, but you are trying to avoid sugars.

From http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/...
Equally comparing 100 grams of spinach and peas, spinach has 3.63 grams of carbohydrates and 0.42 sugars. In contrast, peas have 14.45 grams of carbohydrates, of which 5.67 is sugars. That is a difference that is HUGE in a low to no carb diet.

I've used low to no carb diets occasionally off and on for a long time to break through plateau's or lose a few pounds if I get too far from my maintainance weight, but thanks anyways.

Plus, just fuck you. Shit is NOT "cash" you god damn faggot. Enjoy porking up again over the next few years.

There are vegetables that are far more beneficial than others during a low carb diet. If you don't know the difference or which ones should be generally avoided (because they defeat the purpose of using low carb), then you shouldn't really dispense advice.

As a person who eats whatever the fuck I want, that sounds alright. I'll give that a thought of consideration.

No, I was just presented with incorrect information. He gave half a point that can be misinterpreted and said, "Shit is so cash." I will fully admit that I uselessly raged like a faggot, but I had to go look up information to prove my point.

I lost 12kg eating carrots peas and broccoli as my veggies everyday.
Ah yep I can see how what I was doing was wrong, and that I had no idea about it. Lucky you came along to set me straight!
