Hay /fit/ /b/tard here needing some advice.

Im 6'1 and 205-210 lbs. This may not sound too bad but the problem is I dont have much muscles. I want to lose some weight and/or gain some muscle so I can get back in shape and look better.

I need to do this as I may be joining the Air Force BOT after graduation but I also just plain want to look better and be more athletic. I was pretty athletic through high school but I quit playing football and gained like 30 lbs.

I dont particularly like being outside/around other people (lulz gg sir) so what are some things I can do around the house to get more fit?

Should I just start doing like 20 pushups/30 crunches before I go to class and before bed every day? Will that do -anything- or am I just bullshitting myself to say that it will?

Don't want to go outside, huh?

Try doing military presses while riding a stationary bike.

buy some dumbells. I dont know how much you can handle, but you could conceivably get a full work out with 2 of them... however I wouldn't advise that.

I'd say get over your fear of people and go to the gym.

Well I just found out there is a nice small park about fucking 1/5th a mile from my house, I should probably just go jogging every other day or so...

Jogging is good. Weight lifting + jogging is even better.

Weight lifting (puming iron) +
jogging (or swimming/biking) +
core exercises (plyometrics, bodeweight)

= WIN

How should I meter myself in jogging?

I havent been very physically active in the past year- year and a half so my cardio is not in the best shape...
