Hi guys, so I do a 5-day a week routine of 40-50lb half squats, bicep curls, sit ups, and about 10lb (each arm) delt/arm exercises, dunno what they're called, see pic.I do 3 sets of reps of those 5 days a week. If I'm not doing that, I'm using a TotalGym at a 35-45 degreeincline.I eat a fairly low calorie diet. About 2000-2500 a day.I have been doing this for about 5 months or so, since April roughly, and although I can feel the muscles building, they are still under a layer of fat. How can I get rid of that?for tl;dr, I am working my arms, legs, gleutes, and abs, and yet I don't see much toning going on, halp? Thanks.

>>363263I'm sorry, here is your advice:LURK MOAR FAGGOT
You're doing lots of strength training. This will build muscles but without any cardio your body won't need to eat its fat stores for energy and thus you get the constant fat layers. Focus more on cardio and getting your heart rate up. Also, 2000-2500 calories is not low if you're looking to lose fat.
OP again, I forgot to mention that 3 days a week is cardio, 2 is strength, 30 mins run around my block/neighbourhood
More cardio, get you BF% down.

lots of reps at a really low weight brah
>>363242Simple, work harder. Your body is used to your routine.
>>363242Simple, work harder. Your caloric intake seems right, and you're consistent. You just need to work harder since your body is used to your routine.
