Ok, so i'm a little overweight, (1.65 m, 75 kg), i'm looking to lose weight and, well, be fit and gain some muscle density or whatever. What i have in mind is to do cardio and have strength training in between (1 day of cardio, 1 day of st. , etc.). How many days should i set aside for resting? Now i've done some training for a while, on and off, so i should be ok with the cardio at least. How long should be my cardio sessions? Should i get a pulse monitor and try to keep my heartrate at 160 (me 23 btw), or is it unnecessary and stupid? Should i get a training belt to ensure my spine doesn't pop out? What sets of exercises should i include in my routine? Also, the general consensus seems to be that deadlifts and squats are the most effective forms of exercise for strength training, but i'm a little hesitant because of the possibility of back injury. Wtf should i do?

In return, i post delicious porn.
