what would be better for cuttinga 5 day split with 5-15 minutes of cardio after an hour or so of liftingor just straight HIIT/LISS 6 days a weekand I know HIIT isn't really possible 6 days a week without doing it on an elliptical or stationary bike, isn't the best form of HIIT either I know but I can get my HR up to 180-190, i don't give a shit if i look like a retard in the processmy only goal is to get rid of the small layer of fat I have on my stomach to get my bf% lower and show some abs(WELL AWARE SPOT REDUCTION ISNT REAL)help appreciated
