Thanks!.. but I want to avoid this exercise for two reasons:
1.) I don't want inverted elbows, even if only a little. I've got a friend with them, and it is very strange, though he is flexible.
2.) I don't have heavy enough dumbbells, much less enough.
Right now I'm doing some wide pushups, and it's the best result so far, though they probably wont gain much girth since it's a body weight exercise.
