2 months ago i weighed 170, after starting stronglifts 5x5 i gained 30 pounds, alot of the weight i gained i think is fat, since i still dont have visible abs, although i can squat, bench, and deadlift around 225 (i started with only the bar in each lift)

for now i really do not care if i lose a little a bit muscle, i want to know what is the fastest way to lose fat? there is a river that goes through the entire city that is about 5 miles long, should i run that everyday?

i think the best thing for you is a low carb diet, eat alot of lettuce and meat, chicken eggs and tuna, stay away from bread
