Sup /fit/, looking for a little advice here. I'm 6'3 and weigh roughly 210, looking to start getting in shape. I currently have 20 weight and 30 weight dumbbells, a bench press, and a punching bag.

What's a good amount to start doing?

Run. A lot. I haven't ran in a fucking year so I've just started biking 10 miles and running 2 miles everyday. I'm trying to bring back up my mileage of running back to 5-7 miles a day. In terms of muscle size and toning, look up Body for Life and stuff like that. If you just want to initially lose your excess fat (I assume you do due to your post "looking to start getting in shape, 210, etc.), then just run.
