Hey /fit/, how can I add oatmeal to my protein shakes? I'm currently adding whey protein isolate to milk and drinking, which is good and all, but I want/need some carbs for energy and calories (ectomorph)I've tried adding regular rolled oats, and while tasting delicious, was extremely fucking difficult to eat. Should I try grinding them up in a blender and adding them? Or what?pic unrelated, hopefully worksafe
