Hey /fit/,So apparently I have a chronic rotator cuff tear (self-diagnosed from interwebz). Performed the whole 'Holding arm at 90 degree angle then putting weight on it' bit and my arm immediately dropped.My question for you guys is, what can I do to fix this? I have a feeling that it's just a re-aggravation of a previous injury from when a friend of mine and I were wrestling around and he tossed me with a kimura hold. I'm a pretty big guy so I hit the ground hard with him still holding on to my arm and I couldn't move my arm for about a month. For some reason this flared up again a few days ago for no apparent reason. Help me /fit/.From what I've read all I can do is just to ice it and make sure not to use it. Anything you guys could add would be greatly appreciated.
