What I mean by "in good shape" is that I have almost no fat on, I bike to/from work every day and can bike all day long without getting tired at all and at very decent speeds. I'm not "built" yet, but trying to work on that. Right now, I'm seeing my biceps, shoulders, chest and triceps almost doubled in size over the last 3 weeks, bit my forearms are still uber tiny.
