yes, instead of food starve yourself and eat powder when you can get the same amount of protein in probably like 10 eggs with one cup of POWER POWDER.
OP, use google. as for exercise, try walking if you can. And use weights. Ride a bike, and try jogging or I guess fat people like doing HIIT because it's easier or harder/faster so it seems like it is doing more then it really is. Either way, don't eat food that you could ring out and use in place of WD-40, and move and shit.
