Alright, /fit/. Today's my birthday(I'm 20) and I've decided to make a change. I'm approximately 250 lbs and I stand at 6'1''. I don't want to carry over excess weight into my 21st birthday, so here's the deal /fit/:Every two weeks, I'm going to make a post with an accompanying before-and-current picture. I shall also post my eating plan(s) and my workout regimen. I'm going to follow the /fit/ regimen, to be honest. This means OATZ, TUNA and SQUATZ. I also downloaded the new starting strength book, so I shall follow that mainly. Now, you may ask why I'm doing this? Well, it's fairly simple: I want to make a change for myself, but I want to also help other people make a change for themselves. If other discouraged /fit/izens see my progress, then maybe they'll start busting their ass too. In each post I make, I will also allow you to critique my workout plan and/or eating plan. I'm your experiment for approximately five months. Discipline isn't really a dilemma for me, since I grew up relatively small most of my life. I've been binging on the classic 'college' diet for the past year, though. :(So /fit/, here are my goals:Become healthierEnhance my strengthGet down to 5% bodyfatSee my penis in all of it's awesomenessAnd lastly, but not least, increase my muscle mass.I'll probably get some bad replies, but I don't give a shit. Let it begin.
/fit/ is sleeping.
YOU CAN DO IT5% bodyfat is perhaps excessive, but it does make a point.
that guy would probably be in danger if that motorcycle were moving
So let's see what you're working with now.
No one's asking why you're doing this. You don't want to be a fatass, plain and simple
>>480839Details, motherfucker, do you has them?
Good luck, fellow /fit/izen. I'm looking forward to seeing your progress.
losing weight and going for mad strength is a bad idea imo because you won't shed as much weight making cardio harder then it already is.strength =/= weight loss
good luck op i look forward to it, i always like to see progress pics
