How much cardio is acceptable for someone trying to GAIN weight, and is having very slow success? What kind of cardio in your opinion should I be doing?

In that case, should I wait until I have put more muscle on me? I'm skinny with a moderate level of muscle. I'm not wanting to do cardio to cut. I want to do it for cardiovascular health and to build up a greater level of fitness.
