So I can get a realistic range, how long did it take for those of you who started out overweight to get muscled, toned, and a low bodyfat percentage?I'd think 2 years.
I would think that guy could have done it in six months without much trouble. It's really about using your time wisely and not being a pussy.
4 months, but I was getting back into shape after taking a few years off after an injury. I don't remember how long it took me to get into shape the first time.

it took me about a year, then again i wasen't too overweight, just by 20 pounds or so.

the johnstone fitness guy went from 30% to 8% bodyfat in around 4 months IIRC.
