hey /fit/

i have had major love handles for along time. i am 5"9 and 153. and i still have my love handles. i run about 3-4 miles a day. at times i may run 5. i really want to get rid of these damn love handles. do you have an ideas or know of any ways that can help me get rid of these damn things. they ruin my body!!!

i do that but instead of 8 min, i do 40 of each set with no break inbetween. ends up being more like 10-11 min. 8 min became to easy. i do this once a day, about to do it twice a day.
