My new routine (the two exercises are in superset fashion):

Workout A
10x3 Front Squats
10xFailure Chin Ups

Workout B
10x3 Deadlifts
10xFailure Pushups

Workout A and B will be alternated every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Off days will usually consist of cardio.

It ties into the other exercise being chin ups. Just trying to have balanced calisthenics for the upper body.

Uh, no. You use supersets with the same muscle group, in order to completely flood it with lactic acid and so on. Exhaust the fuck out of them. That is why following up a deadlift with pushups is a retarded thing to do.
Secondly, if you are doing the pushups for cardio, don't. Replace them with actual cardio and do them before your workout or on a different day entirely, don't do cardio after.
Pushups are pretty useless anyway, if you have yourself a barbell and bench, just do bench presses or overheads if you have no bench.

Don't listen to the stupid gym junkie. Pushups are useful, just make sure you do different variants. And I agree with the more squats, 30 isn't all that much. At least 100.

What is your break time in between sets? Because it shouldn't be more than 1 minute, and if you are doing pushups until failure you wont get many in. My advice, do 10 sets of so many. See how you are feeling after and keep adding another set until you fail. You'll end up doing more that way.

I'm no gym junkie, I only make do with my barbell and dumbell set, bench and pullup bar in my garage.

Pushups ARE useless. That is, for building size and strength compared to other things like bench press, flys and so on. They are however good for stamina and endurance, I will give them that.
Also, 100 squats? Seriously what the fuck? When I said moar squatz, I meant every work out should include them not DO 100 LOL.

Supersets don't require you to do the same muscle. You can also superset opposite muscle groups as well. That's not what the OP is doing but I think that should be pointed out to the average reader.
