/fit/, I know how much you love SQUATZ but I need to know, is there a SQUATZ counterpart for the upperbody?
Squatz IS a workout for your upper body, not just your legs, mah boi.
This is true, though bench press/overhead press/barbell rows are three nice upperbody workouts.squatz is truly an entire-body workout, however. Deadlifts help a lot of upperbody parts that are hard to target.

I'd say deadlifts are just as important as SQUATZ, and find it unfair that SQUATZ gets all the glory around here.As far as upper body equavilent of SQUATZ, even though they work the whole body, prolly pushups and pullups.
Pull ups, military press, bench press. Do them. Get strong.
