Hey /fit/, got a quick question. I run every other day because of advice and suggestions from you guys. My girlfriend wants to start exercising, but she wants to bike, not run. She also wants to do it everyday. Is this good for her body? She's 190, 6', btw.

It's essential to have some rest days especially intially. Performance will improve greatly with rest. Possibility of stress injuries will increase with no rest. Biking isn't exactly injury prone luckily though. Something like 3 days on, 1 day off should work fine. More rest recommended if she's going to go fast.
