How far should you lower the bar for seated military presses? Also what's the difference between lowering the bar in front or behind your head?

lowering to the front or back works a different head of your shoulder ( which is made up of 3 heads) you should lower the bar only as far as your flexibility/body will allow you to do so comfortably any farther can cause entrapment syndrome or rotator cuff problems
