anything I need to be eating specifically during a bulk that is different than a cut?(clean)

other than more instead of less, I seem to remember something about how some people eat alot of whole wheat pasta and things, so are alot of carbs a must for bulking or is that just pre and post workout?

Bulk = High Carb High Protein intake, Cut = Lowish Carb High Protein intake.
