Would I get the same health benefits from:1. Exercising once a day for 30 minutes2. Exercising twice a day for 15 minutes each timeAlso, is exercising for 30 minutes a day enough to be healthy? I'm 23 y/o, 5'5", 144 lbs, and female if that matters.Oh, and the exercise I usually do is alternating "walking" at a moderate pace and "running" at a fast pace on an elliptical machine.
