Tabata method, have any of you tried it? I have, but i don't like it. Mainly because i follow religiously pavel's teachings, and he says using weights for cardio is bad and i should feel bad, and also it's just not as effective as HIIT.
Tabata pretty much is HIIT but for things other than running.The crossfit Tabata workouts (pullups, pushups, squats, situps, rows iirc) kick my ass in a fantastic way.
