How many calories do you burn during your sessions of HIIT, also how long do you go for?

I use the stationary bike and burn around 150 cals in 26 minutes

you gotta get your heart rate up and keep it up. 1. go ten minutes hard core
2. take a 1 minute break
3. repeat steps 1 and 2

asthmafag here, if you can keep track of your heart rate, keep it in the 180's, don't go much over that cuz depending on the shape you're in that might not be healthy

you burn a lot more calories when you aren't sitting on your fat ass on an exercise machine.

i dunno i did 8 intervals of 20 calories/20 sec rest and i burned over 160 calories in under 7 minutes.. of course i threw up during interval 6 and 7 so that's even more calories?
