/fit/, whats a good chest work out I can do at home besides push-ups?all i have is a 15 and 25 pound dumbbell if they will help.
lay on your back on the floor, hold the dumbells out to your side....then pull them together in front of you
deep pushups, as in get 3 chairs, set them up in a tripod position, put your feet on one then one hand on each chair then go down lower than you normally would.Feels good man
