A little more Food related but...

Okay I been hitting the gym alot recently. Not really trying to bodybuild or anything but just trying to lose a bit of weight and stay in shape

However for some weird reason I been getting this massive craving for raisins...dried ones...

So is it okay if I eat a shitload of them? Or should I just avoid it?

How else do raisins come? I was under the impression that they were DRIED grapes.
