i'm 18 y.o. male, 5'10, 147 lbs. My fingers are kinda bony altho i've been weight training for a few months now.

How do i get thick manly hands? (and a bigger penis?)

Well, I guess I should have mentioned that I want my hands to be maximally strong quicker than what I'm getting. The booklet that came with the gripper said that achieving 15 reps with a gripper indicates that the gripper has been completely mastered. Its not like the CoC #1 is the only thing I'm doing, I'm getting other grip training through heavy lifts and pinching plates together. Once I move onto the #2, I'll still be doing the number 1 to finish the 15 reps mastery thing.

Well in that case, do forced negatives with CoC #1 anyway. What can a little extra grip training hurt? It'll only help your gains come in faster.

While, in theory the jump from the 1 to the 2 doesn't sound like a lot of poundage, it is. Also, "Mastery of the gripper" is a pretty broad phrase, cause I can pretty much guarantee you that once you can close the #1, 15 times, it doesn't necessarily mean that you can close the #2.

Heavy static, double-overhand holds will help with your grip strength, as will towel-chin ups, and Ironmind makes these little rings that resemble those "Live Strong" bracelets, which work wonders for overall hand health, recuperation and I'm supposing that they indirectly strengthen your hand.

I'll just keep plugging away at the CoC#2 until I can close it. I started out with just millimeters on the #1.
