Hey /fit/, /b/ regular here. I just came here, I wanted to ask a quick question.

I'm 20 years old I sorta have a slim figure though I'm not all bones, I weight between 180-190 but I've started noticing that since my summer vacation started I sorta left myself go a bit and I'm beginning to notice a little man boob. I've already begun to improve my diet though I must admit old habits die hard. I don't think I'll ever be able to cut my soda consumption but I've lowered the drinking of it.

Anyway, /fit/ what's a good way to work on my chest and pecs to get rid of the man boobs?
