What are some cheap foods/meals that are rich in protein and good for building muscle?

friggin 99c chicken cordon bleu's have 27g of protein in them. They DO have 2g trans fats though.

Also cottage cheese, nuts, canned tuna/salmon

Nothing even comes close to protein shakes. They work the best by far

what do you do with the yolk? its the best part of the egg, even if there is some fat in it, eat whole 2 eggs per day this is a good balance, try beans, uncut rice, pasta, oats in high amounts
