dear /fit/ im 5'6 and weigh about 155 lbs, fairly cut and have a good amount of muscle mass

how do i go about losing those last few pounds of fat in order to see more definition

Fill up on bready things, brown rice, brown bread, drink at least 2 litres of water a day, try to go running every day, if not 2-4 times a week, and if you're lifting, lift less weight and do more reps.

Eat equal proportions of everything in smaller amounts, jog often or do HIIT 2/3 times a week, and yes, lift smaller weights more often.

i have a pretty good weight regiment but in terms of running would you reccomend cardio or high intensity interval whatever

keep in mind i have only about 5-10 pounds to lose
