Hang on.
So eating more = losing weight? I'm trying to get lean and lose the spare tire, eating somewhere between 1700-1900 calories/day, should I get more?
Male, 5'8", 200 lbs. As for my exercise habits, weight training on M/W/F, HIIT on T/TH, and thinking about doing HIIT on Saturdays, too.
