gone from about 30% BF to 15% over the past 7-8 months and I have just a small layer of fat and a slight hint of moobs to get rid of till I'm at a comfortable spot to start fully clean bulking till the summer

anyway my question is, if I'm eating clean and about 400-500 around maintenance and going to the gym 5 days a week would this routine help me burn fat like crazy?

5-10 minute jog/warm up
45-1hr lifting
5-15 HIIT on bike/stairclimber/elliptical

I know you guys advise against machines for HIIT since you can't always go maximum intensity well even though I might look like an idiot by shaking the bike by going as hard as I can i don't give a fuck, the 15m circut i do on all the 3 machines kick my ass like no other when I'm done

so yea anyway does this look like a good cutting routine to hit pretty hard for the last stretch of fat I have to go?

Doing your HIIT on a rowing machine or a treadmill or even better on land. You say 45-1 hr of lifting but you don't say what you're doing. You can easily burn more calories by doing some fierce heavy lifting, get out of the gym sooner, and go running. Run fast, stride long and you'll shed tons of fat just don't give up when you're out of breath, walk catch your breath and try some more.

Day 1: Chest
Day 2: Back
Day 3: Shoulders
Day 4: Legs
Day 5: Arms

and I'm lifting as hard as I can each time, I'm used to a 5x5 so sometimes I wear myself out fast and don't end up doing all the exercises I have laid out infront of me

and this 5 day split really really kicks my ass, usually I really enjoy lifting and working out and pushing myself but at the end of this week 1 i was like blarghim ded

Its because you moved from a strength program to a bodybuilding split. You may want to try a full body program built on a circuit style. Take the core exercises from your current program and just do 2-3 circuits 3-4 days a week. It will be another form of cardio and you may not need anything else. It will also build that strength endurance that will carry over when you do switch training styles. You could even make a theme like explosive strength. You could do clapping burpees move to dumbbell thrusters then chinups move to shadow boxing or heavy bag boxing then some reactive rows and finish off with some deadlifts or maybe dumbbell sntaches. All of it is functional and it works everything. Anyways just some input. You can use whatever but the point is to get your heart pounding by using medium weight exercises.
