I'm proud to say I've been working out at least 2 times a week (weight lifting, I do sports and cardio at least 6 times a week [if it's not 7 then sundays are the only exception]). I was 138 the last time I was weighed at my doctors office (I'm only 5'7 3/4 for reference to weight), but my scale at home reported me as 128 or 130. Now it's reporting me as 140 (it has been going steadily up), which means I'm probably around 148-150 now. I've gained 10 pounds in 2 months! Yay! I'm trying to up the gain by working out 3 times a week and I'm eating a lot of foods high in proteins in nutrients, and I'm eating a lot of it as well (1 breakfast though it's usually not full course...a half course lunch at around 11:30 AM, 1 full course dinner at 3:30-4:30PM and 1 full course dinner at 6:30-7:30PM). I've also been thinking of getting a nutritionist to schedule my meals and what I eat. Thoughts?
