To be cut you need diet, cardio and weights.

You'll still have to lift a bit, but you'll have to have a really low bf% to show off all the muscles. That's basically all being cut is, being skinny as fuck with just enough mass to show definition.

You are obviously new to this, you need to bulk then cut if you want to produce the most muscle possible. Then you cut, cutting down with muscle to show, if you cut now you will wither away on the treadmill or doing your stomach crunches.

It's true that you need a low BF% to show off any muscle definition you build up. I would recommend a moderate amount of weight and I would just do high reps. It works best for women who want to look trim and have those sexy definition lines.
