I did squats today with relatively low weight 3x15, just to get used to it and do good form I guess. My muscles are a bit sore but not like the experiences I've been reading here like not being able to sit on the shitter.So how many sets and reps do I need to do?

atleast 3 warmup setsthen a couple of short sets, heavy weights. You should be pushing as hard as you can and more.This will make you feel like shit but awesome at the same time.
Also forgot to mention even though I did it with a relatively low weight and I didn't feel it was really physically hard I felt a bit of nausea at the end. Is this normal?
