go for a run at the end of ever day. once in the morning and night do the following:
Push up as many times as u can, rest one minute, then again as many times as you can, rest 30 seconds. Followed by as many sit ups as you can, rest 30 seconds, then as many sit ups as you can, rest 15 seconds.
Start running. Try reach a goal of 2.4km in under 8 minutes
That should fix your problem of looking like that.
Also, eat as much as you possibly can. steer clear from junk food but dont completely rule it out, you need your caloric intake
