If I do sit-ups and lift weights every day for like a month how much weight will I lose? I'm trying to slim down before school starts back up. I do ride my bike often aswell.

How old are you and how much do you weigh? This is very important information to know, Just to give you a rough estimate. in a month i lost 20 pounds just by cycling for around 20-30 minutes a day and eating healthy. But i am 14 so losing weight is much easier then it is for others.

My Friend Lost about 15 pounds the first month he started working out with me, he didn't change his eating habits or anything. I guess he will probably loosing another 10 this month if he does the same thing. But eventually I will make him change his eating habits (less fast food and alcohol)
