Hey /fit/. Normally I don't go here seeing as I'm in good physical condition, but I realized that I have a problem that needs addressing.

Being a rightie, I use my right arm for just about everything (Using my mouse, drinking, fapping.etc), while I carry things with my left. Now, I've noticed that I have a good amount of muscle in my right arm...I have almost none in my left, leaving it incredibly feeble in comparison.

I'm a Bou-dan in Taekwondo (Which should help my left arm, but maybe I'm putting too little force into that arm), and I can throw a football pretty damn well (The fact that I've been doing it a bit more regularly is what I think has helped build muscle), but my primary concern is: I'm going to take Kendo, which is a sport that relies on the left arm. And if I want to compete on a state level, I can't go around having one arm that works and another that doesn't.

What should I do to build up strength & muscle in my left arm, /fit/?

I heard somewhere to exercise +50% what you usually do.
Not sure if that's the "professional" opinion though...

Judging from your description, you basically have no muscle on your body.

Pick up a random thing in your house that weighs a few lbs and which you could comfortably hold with one hand, youtube dumbbell hand exercises and do a few of those, JUST on your left hand. Should even itself out in a week or two.
