meh don't believe in the extra skin bullshit its not true....thats for people who expect their results in 3-4 months it just takes a full year or two of constantly being on your shit to get that to go away....but anyways yea start lifting weights and doing some interval cardio(hit it really works a million times better and saves the muscle you work so hard to put on) eat right (protein+fiber)....keep it up and everything will come together.....you will notice results quickly but then you will work really hard and not get any results for a while(not the dramatic initial results at least) and then after a while you will be like woah i'm awesome now if you don't give up
