It takes me 5-10 minutes to walk back and forth from my town's gym, and on my way back today, I smelled freshly grilled burgers/hot dogs at one point, pizza at another, and texmex food at one final point. WHY IS THE WORLD SO CRUEL, KNOWING I DONT EAT AFTER GOING TO THE GYM

That's good op, willpower is important. No fucking carbs at night, especially.

Pro-tip: Eating after a workout doesn\'t mean you\'re trying to bulk up and become x-bawks hueg.

Enjoy depriving your body in a time where it needs nutrients the most.

I'm glad someone else does endurance.
I want to get bulkier, but I lifeguard alot and so I spend most of my gym-time in a pool. If I do weights beforehand, I'm a terrible swimmer, and if I swim then weights, I can't lift 10 lbs.

Outside of my gym is a McDonalds and a chinese food restaurant. It smells sooooo good, but I know better.

I thought your metabolism got especially high after working out --> better to eat after a workout because your body will be more efficient at burning those calories off. Does this have any basis?
