Sup /fit/What are some "healthy" sweet items to eat for desert, or an after dinner snack.I'm currently transitioning into a strict diet, and I'm kinda going cold turkey, I immediately cut some things out of my diet that my body is craving like mad, sweet things for the most part.Suggestions?
Popsicles, fruit sorbet, yogurt are "healthier" choices, especially if you make them yourself. Best is always going to be fresh fruit though.
Any other suggestions?
