Cycling is the best cardio exercise. You can do 3+ hours a day and be ready for another 3 later the same day. This is only possible because it's a non-impact sport and your body is mostly supported by the bike.
Buy an actual racing bike, not an exercise bike. 3hoursx2 per day flys by on a real bike but I get bored as a mother fuck on anything stationary (minus rollers but they are piss shit for cycling.)
So yeah, cycling is the best unless your a super-nig who can get golds and world records in 100m and 200m sprints.
