when i am doing 2 pwo drinks, the 1st will be consumed immediately after workout and consist of whey hyrdo+BCAAs and D-glucose/waxy maize, the an hr later, the world's best tasting liquid drink, a specific local brand of grassfed, whole, organic choc milk.... (mixed protein and mixed carb source) easiest way to get in the calories post training and its fucking delicious
