hey /fit/I'm an 18 yo 5'11" and 140 lbs. Skinny wrists, legs, can see ribs etc. Almost no upper chest, anyways decided I should get to a healthy weight because i'm sick of always being fatigued and stuff. I did start doing more activities but for actually working out do you have any suggestions to help me gain 25 lbs of muscle in 4 - 6 months?
google stronglifts 5x5.do that, and eat a lot, and you'll be 25 lbs bigger in no time
