>>473802 This guy is dead on. If you eat healthy 90% of the time, your fine. Burgers really arent THAT bad if you arent eating more than one every day. Think about, bread, carbs, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc... You have your meat, bread, and veggies right there. Just dont order a large fucking shake with super sized fries and its actually a pretty balanced meal.
Don't be so worried about it, balance, moderation, and variety.
