dear /fit/, i'm hungry, a lot; for example, i had dinner a couple hours ago (a huge plate of rice, curry). i got hungry so i had more rice after, and a big apple. but now i'm hungry as fuck. like, i feel like i could eat a decent lunch sort of hungry.

i've started working out everyday so maybe it's that, but what should i do? i have a thin layer of fat to lose, so should i go hungry (hello anorexia) or eat stuff?

Eat something healthy/drink some water and see if that fixes it.

if you work out, your body craves protein.
Eat right and do not hunger. Lean meat, fish, eggs, milk, whey, etc.
