how many of you /fit/ types smoke weed?

are you a gym type or a body weight excercise type?

i must say i love weed and it has helped me put on some weight along with many other ways it has improved myself and my life.

yeah, me/friends smoke A LOT of weed but are in excellent physical shape. We clambaked a blunt and went into the gym the other day...that definitely turned some heads :/

Did it once in my life...and was completely plastered before hand. Not a great experience for me seeing how I didn't know what I was getting myself into and when it finally kicked in I was extremely paranoid and didn't want to be high anymore.

I smoke an average of once a week, I roll (pure molly) every 4-6 months and I drop acid or trip on shrooms every 2 to 3 months. Sometimes, I candy flip and just spend an entire day/night tripping and rolling.

I haven't noticed any reduced lung capacity or brain capacity. I'm going to definitely slow down after college, though.

If by "regular" you mean every day, then yes, you are correct.

Smoking weed once or twice a month will have no noticeable effect on your lungs. Period.

I personally smoke before I go to the gym every time. It reduces the boredom, making motivation to go and travel to and from easier- however, I feel like I can lift more when sober. I also tend to overeat. I wouldn't reccomend it unless you would not go to the gym otherwise.

I usually smoke twice during the week, and then a handful of times over the weekend. I love smoking before hitting the gym - definitely helps me get into it and keep pushin' till failure.

Both types for me. Weed really helped me put weight on so I could bulk up for muscle building. I used to be a skinnyfat person.
