How much do you think I need to lose?

Im think going to start cutting, I bulked up from 100lbs -150lbs

What should I do for cardio, how often, how long do you think it would take to get about 12-14% body fat

Judging from the picture what would you guess my body fat percentage to be roughly?

In that table does that mean I should do it 3 times a week, say for
Monday you do workout 1
Wednesday you do workout 2
Friday you do workout 3

Or do you choose one of those 3 workouts according to your fitness level or whatever
