neck cramps up Anonymous
hey,
got a couple of qns /fit/,
why is it when i bench heavy, i feel as if my neck is cramping up esp on the last few reps?
why is it when i do dips/pullups, my butt cramps up?

i average 15 pullups, 25 dips and im currently doing 225 x 10 for 5 sets.

I'm not saying you're not strong, 15 good form pullups is impressive in my book. I used to get leg cramps too because i'd curl my legs to keep them from touching the ground, but that was because my lower body was weak.

Also, 10x5 seems a bit much to me.
