I've been doing nothing but cardio for the past few of weeks and feel distinctly stronger but my body isn't showing it. I want to lose weight as fast as possible so I discarded all the foods with high carbs and sugar and kept the high fats and protein. I need a workout to train my muscles so I can burn weight faster because cardio alone isn't doing it for my body anymore. I'm also 5'8" 200 pounds.

In B4 just squats
