OP clearly lifts and knows how to bulk cleanly I hope, though it looks like he has been eating dirty, all you need to do is eat clean and lower your carbs, not to the point where you are feeling shitawful and get headaches and mood swings, just get have every meal that contains lean protein and the get your carbs from veggies, milk, and oats in the morning(and misc fruit for snacks)
simple as that
