What time do you wake up every morning? I usually get up at 8:30 - 9:00 am, but I'm convinced that the key to success in life is getting up as early as possible, be it success in your health and fitness training or in your worklife (if you're sef employed).

I'm going to start getting up earlier and earlier every week, so eventually I will be able to get up at 6:00am on the dot, maybe even 5-5:30.

So what time to get up at /fit/?

6:00. one our drive to university
Go to sleep at around 23:00-24:00 on weekdays.
I should probably be sleeping more but at this point I'm used to it to the extent in which I wake up few minutes before the alarm goes off.

If it's just a drudge day at work, I get up 8:30 -- unless I wake up before my alarm clock, in which case I just get up earlier.

So people who have night jobs are unsuccessful and have poor health and fitness? 6:00 PM FTW.

I've got the perfect wakeup routine.

Gotta get up early for work during the week so my plan is the following:

I set the alarm for 8am, then make a coffee and stick some bacon under the grill. Go back to bed and drink my coffee, by the time it's done the bacon's cooked so i stick that into a sandwitch with wholemeal bread + cheese. Go back to bed with another coffee and doze till 8:55. By the time the alarm goes for a second time the coffee+cheese has taken effect and i feel wide awake and prepared to take on the world.

The only problem is if the coffee spills on my chest, it ruins my fantasy.

I wake up at 6:45am. I'm anal about my schedule, and if I don't get those extra 5 minutes in my whole day just crumbles. It just feels like I'm 5 minutes ahead of everyone, and classes end earlier for me, when I should be paying attention and shit.

I can't wait for law school to be done with.

i work different hours almost every day each week, it's almost impossible to keep a steady sleep pattern, especially when i go out afterwards.

when i open, it's usually around 630a. otherwise i'll sleep until 130 or 2p.
but that's when i stay awake until somewhere around 5a.

I used to sleep 15 mins after my morning shower in the past, that is one godly nap.
