hey /fit/, lurking this board has really inspired me to turn my act around. I've been gaining weight steadily for a few years now and I decided to make some changes. Today at McDonalds I got a filet-o-fish (I read that fish has a lot of protein) with only a bit of mayo and a diet coke. How many pounds do you guys think I can lose by next week?

most people sont realize this but the checken and fish on fast food menus are more fattening adn have more calories than the regular hamburgers.

think about it the fish and chicken are breaded, cooked in an oil base the breading traps a lot of the oils in and plus the mayo doesn't help either.
