Thats exactly what i take. Make sure you drink water. Drink until you want to puke. And dont take them on days you dont exercise.

You should always take a multi, regardless of whether or not you are working out that day.

That said, the absorbability of those is total shit, and you'll probably end up pissing most of it out. Get a better brand than kirkland. Go to bodybuilding.com and check out the best selling multis there, then get one of those.
