Calf raises while holding dumbbells. Also, jump rope. The calves are the hardest place to build muscle mass, so don't be too disappointed if you can't get them to be the size you want.

If you want a six pack, make sure to work your abs (weighted sit-ups, incline sit-ups, leg raises, "the bicycle"), eat right, and for fucks sake, do your cardio.
The picture of you makes me think you're an endomorph, so getting the six pack is going to be a challenge. If you want to add mass (as you stated), you're going to have to eat, and gain a bit of fat along with the muscle, that's just part of the game. When you get the mass you want, then you can start cutting, and working on the six pack. If you try and do both, you're just going to be stuck in neutral.
