I started running over the summer and lifting weights, and lately I've been slacking a bit. I still run, but less frequently. I'm sort of hoping that my body just doesn't need as much input anymore since it got used to operating on less calories... or something.
But then I'm not sleeping much either. This could all either be depression/mania (bipolar disorder runs in the family), or it could be that I've gotten somewhat used to going to the gym and being far more active than usual.
Haven't lost any hair - actually I used to lose hair a year or so ago from stress, but now I'm pretty much fine. As for the thought of it being depression, I'm disinclined to believe that it's depression because I've been depressed and I feel relatively chipper. I obsess about things, but I still feel good in general.
