Also, if your exercise isn't long enough you won't actually burn any fat DURING the work, you'll only use up sugar already available in the blood. If you then take in calories after your workout you basically level out.
How many calories are you getting? Odds are you should probably be looking at something like 2000 a day + exercise to lose weight. A fit person will always consume more calories than an unfit person without gaining weight. Bodybuilders may have to eat 5000 calories a day just to break even. If you have 90lbs of fat on you, you need to be taking in calories as if you weighed 190lbs - that fat isn't burning calories for you like muscle does.
