Alright /fit/, need advice.

Seeing that it is the summer, I'm thinking about getting into shape AKA lose 20 pounds of flab.

So for the past few days I've been going to bed at anywhere from 11 pm to 1 am and waking up early at 6 am.

After, I eat a big breakfast (I heard somewhere that if you eat more earlier in the day, you tend to eat less later on), wait an hour and workout.

My workout consists of 30 min of running, yoga, strength exercises and other various activities.

How many times/how long should I workout everyday to maximize weight loss? Any tips nutrition/schedule/workout wise would be greatly appreciated.

Get more sleep. 1 am to 6 am is not nearly enough. IF that is your minimum, don't do it.

The internet shouldn't keep you up that late.

You do all that in 30 minutes?

Spend more time doing it well.

I do this:
jog, 1 hour x 3 days
workout, 45 min x 3 days. Different parts of the body each time.

Oh yeh, limit yourself on munchies and ice cream. Save it for one day only, like a Monday.

OP here.

I worded it wrong. I do 30 minutes of running alone + other stuff which equals roughly over an hour.
