ITT exercises at home without real equipment Anonymous
Sup guise, I'm looking to lose weight, but the gym is not an option. What exercises can I do to work my muscles at home? I'm already doing cardio, but I'd like to add some strength/resistance training.

And more specifically, how can I do the big compound exercises (squats, deadlifts, etc.) at home with household items?

Pushups
Curls with paint cans
Fill up gallon milk jugs with water for shoulder / chest exercises
Crunches
Hell, find a solid broom handle or something and ducktape said paint cans to them for squats and bench

If you have a sack, put a bunch of shit into it and hold it in your arms like the pic and do squats.

Dips are good. They work your triceps (I think) and you can basically do them on the edge of your bed.
