Does the scent of sweat indicates something about health?
My hairy armpits doesn't smell like any comparable smells i have ever smelled, it is kinda sour, but easy to breathe.

Pic related, i'm not a girl, but for the lulz.

Thousands of years ago the smell of armpits was considered sexy.

Guess it doesn't work now a days. :P

My sweat smells disturbingly of oatmeal, though I don't eat oatmeal.

Depends on who you hang around with. I think girls who don't wear deodorant and don't shave actually smell sexier. Shaving makes the pit smell funny or something, hence the need for deodorant. Also, wearing deodorant everyday seems to change the chemistry or something, such that people who wear it every day and suddenly stop smell worse than anything.

I've done extensive field research, as you can see.

OP HERE!!
Also, can you get nasal infections if you smell stuff that doesn't smell good?
My cat got an infection because a cat clawed his eyebrow and there is a little pus. When i lean over to examine him, the stench kind of repulses me and i wonder if there is bacterias lodging in my nose now or something?

How about people who shave and don't use deodorant?

No, i assume that for me to be repulsed by a smell, there's got to be an ingredient that my nose reacts to.

Your whole body odor is basically sweat, so what you eat comes out as sweat. People who eat different things have different scents.

Don't know any. Not shaving (for girls I mean) is a taboo that society is becoming lax about, at least in some places, but smelling strong is still a no-no in most work or school environments.

I know lots of girls who don't shave but do wear deodorant. They smell the least of all, actually.

Sure. Its a fetish... but that's not all. We're mammals after all, and, oh never mind. I just think people smell good naturally.

I COULD go on all day.

Yeast infection.
Semi-seriously.

Medications can also affect body odor.

A co-worker of mine was on a hypertension drug (not amlodipine, but another popular one) and he reeked like death. Poor guy had to keep baby ass-wipes and a stick of deodorant on hand all the time.

Nah, I've been tested.

It might have something to do with the massive amount of carbs I eat. Bread on bread on bread: the meal of champions :D

i had a terrible breakout on my pits at one point. They stinked. And they itched like all hell. I thought it was MRSA or mersa or whatever that shit was. It went away. will I die?

mmm, sounds like candida to me, seriously.

Yeah, I know that the internet (especially 4chan?) is a great sauce for medical advice. But I'd seek a 2nd opinion at least. Think about it.
