I'm training for my very first marathon and I've been really ramping up the miles. I'm a little concerned with my shit though. It seems like since I've been hitting the larger miles, I've been having to take a shit once, even twice a day, when I used to only take a shit every other day. Is this normal? Is there something I can do to avoid taking so many shits? Do I need more fiber in my diet?Pic related, it's the face I make when I poop.
It's normal to shit often, once within 30 minutes after each meal is just fine. It's probably because you're eating better than you were before. Keep doing what you're doing.
