so /b/

Let's say I curl 100 pounds on a bar, if I just curl two 20 pound dumb bells as many times as I can for 5 or 7 reps will this keep my muscles at the same level they were at?

Hmm let me try to explain it better

If an average man curls 20 pound dumb bells 10 times and I do it 50 will my arms stay the same as they would If I curled 100lbs 10 times?

Thanks man.

I'm trying to loose fat and I think higher reps would burn more off.
When I get down to the weight I want to be ill start increasing my size.

Explosive lifting and short rest intervals are best for burning fat while lifting weights
