Hey /fit/, I want to know if it's possible to be able to lift higher weights without gaining weight. I've seen a ridiculous chart that suggests a 120lb guy can bench 240 and be in the "elite" category. That just sounds plain impossible without gaining weight. The guy would have to be made of nothing but pecs, triceps, and delts.I'm interested because my goal is a 200lb dumbbell press and I'm 125 right now.
