Hey /fit/ what exercises do you suggest for building endurance? I can barely run a quarter mile without getting winded.also, what exercises or stretches do you reccomend for flexability? i stopped doing parkour in the winter and i feel stiff all the time.
go back to bed bill.also just keep running while you're winded on a treadmill or something. it hurts at first but eventually you'll be able to jump over shit for a long time longer.and yoga.
