Routine Tips Anonymous
Hello /fit/

I am a 17 year old male looking for some workout routine advice. I have routinely exercised on and off for the past year, but would like to start pursuing a routine over the next year that will get me into the shape required to attend a Service University.

As of right now, the routine that I am planning to follow goes something like this.

(Assume stretching and warm-ups)

Running - 2 miles in 22 minutes - 3 times a week
Curl-Ups - 2 sets of max. quantity in 2 minutes - 2 times a week
Push-Ups - 2 30-second sets on knees, 2 20-second sets on feet - 5 times a week

Any serious tips would be appreciated.
