in the middle of my forearm Anonymous
just a warning /fit/, dont do bicep curls in a position with your fist facing upwards. have your hand on an angle or facing sideways - i know theres a name for these but not sure.

you will prevent tearing your muscle in forearm from the bone and having pain and inflammation for months. doc says it should heal in time but i shouldnt work my biceps for a while.

circle in pic is where arm is shit

Do sideways curls even work? I fucked up my right arm at that exact same spot, only got better after last week. Couldn't even throw a basketball for about a month. I'd prefer to lift dumbbells with my fist facing forwards, but I'm not sure if that'd give me fucked up muscles in my forearm.

LOL at people who just do weights and don't condition so they get all this crap wrong with their joints, tendons, ligaments and cartilage.

is that like Pectoralis Benching? I hear it's way better than regular benching.

i have had the same soreness in my forearm ONCE, then it went away after 1 week of rest

now im always doing normal curls, palm facing upwards, and nothing has happened to me. Dont worry

don' do curls. do deadlifts, bench press and dips and your arms will grow. fuck curls. i haven't done em in over a year.
