Okay, /fit/, I am 5'6 and within the last four-ish months or so have went from 185 to 155 lbs. For whatever reason, I seem to not be losing that much fat from my thighs/hips/butt. Or, if I am, I'm losing it very slowly. Anyone know of any specific exercises that can be done to speed this up a little? Pic somewhat related, but not me.

No specific exercise burns fat in a specific area. Doing situps won't reduce fat around your stomach, etc. Just keep burning calories and it'll eventually be reduced in your problem areas. Some people accumulate fat in different areas, there's nothing you can do about that but not accumulate fat.

yes specific exercises burns fat in a specific area

the muscles around the area will have tons of blood going there and heat = 0.00001% more fat in that area being used than the rest of the body's fat

Deliberately trying to mislead people speaks of a weak and cruel mind.
