Howdy. Newcomer to this board.

I can guess that you might get these questions a lot, but I'm going to go out on a limb and hope that someone will have some sage advice, or at least humor me with a few answers.

I'm relatively fit. This isn't blowing my own horn or anything. I'm strong (LIKE OX, but no) enough to lift my 250lb brother over my head... the problem is, despite this, I still have stomach flab.

I have a pretty free schedule, and I'm open for ideas. I'm asking this board because I do want a healthy and natural solution to this problem, not just try to starve it off.

Any suggestions for how to trim fat and tone muscle?

>enough to lift my 250lb brother over my head.
if thats true i'd suggest that you fuck the flab and work on getting even stronger
you could be a real beast

It is true, but it's more of a confidence thing, you know?

Sure I'm strong, but I don't particularly like having a gut. It's a bit of an ego bruiser. As far as strength training goes, I'd like to work on that too, I'd just want to get rid of the excess flab first.

Truth.

And, this is probably going to sound like utter crap, but a part of it is that I just don't feel happy with how my body looks.

don't know about you, but knowing i can flip a car would do much more for my confidence than having great abs

... There is no question that being able to flip a car would be much cooler than having great abs, it would be nice to have them though, since I don't have any long term oral firetruck pulls in mind.

Consume less calories then your body uses. Also, do your cardio in the morning on only a scoop of protein in water, you'll lose a little muscle, but you will lose fat like you won't believe. Don't overdo this morning cardio, just a little non-panting jogging, you can do more demanding cardio later that day.

So far I have...

1:Watching the diet in order to burn more calories than consumed.

2: A scoop of protein in water and an leisurely (Non panting) jog in the morning, followed by the same routine later in the day? (Perhaps one for the afternoon, and another for the evening)

3:Sprinting and crunches

pushing/pulling a car actually wouldn't be a bad form of exercise

I'm thinking baby steps here. Pulling a car seems a bit much for just wanting to get rid of the fat, then rebuild the muscle on.
