Any bboys here? Was just wondering if you need to be able to do pushups and handstands to actually learn it. Like, if I wanted to learn to be a toprocker, do I need to be able to do pushups and handstands? Any kinds of regimens that will help me be able to do them too, because im really weak.

I was into bboying for a while. It was hard for me because I have terrible balance, so doing headspins and holding freezes and shit was hugely difficult.

Work on your arm strength by doing pushups. Work up to it bit by bit, it won't come to you after one day.

Alot of beginning bboys think 99% of your strength comes from your arms. They're wrong.

Any good Bboy could tell you that while handstands and pushups are a priority, your priority should exist in controlling your abdomen through ab exercises (which increases your balance) and practicing turtle-type exercises to work your wrists. 99% of bboying is weight distribution. I know lanky guys that can do the OP's pic.

Oh my, another hobby to add to the faggot list. I thought this garbage died in the eighties! What a pleasant surprise.
