>>401875 well my situation is that I'm losing weight (used to be a FAT fucker, down to about 200 pounds now) but don't really want to be ultra skinny or skinny fat either. at the same time, there's no gyms around here so I know I'd not have the motivation to keep up with anything too rigorous. so you pretty much nailed it, I'm looking to see what I can feasibly do at home, ie do at home without building a home gym in the basement. I'm not particularly obsessed with bulking up, just not being completely scrawny/muscleless when I've finished losing the weight.
it doesn't help that I was a bike messenger for a while (lol fat bike messenger right?) but quit, so there's some daily exercise gone. still ride a bit though, and I tend to walk around everywhere, totalling 3-6 miles a day.
I'd be open to running later on if it would really help, at the moment though I'm still in the sort of shape where I can't get very far and I also have a nasty infected ingrown toenail that tends to get fucked up by running. seeing a podiatrist about it soon.
