/fit/fags, I want to try the velocity diet but I don't have steady access to a gym/exercise equipment (middle of nowhere). Wanting to know if I can do this by only walking/running, riding a bike, and doing situps/crunches/pullups/etc.

If you can do weighted pushups, pullups and squats

+ bike riding and running.

You'll have very very good results.

Only trouble: how do you plan to get all the supps for vdiet if you're that far out?:S

Via the internet, though I still need specifics on the supps(lot of variation between web sites).

Buy one of those econo size water jugs they use on water fountains.

Or you could invest in a couple of dumbbells, which will only set your parents back about 60 dollars.
