how tall are you/how much do you weight?
im asking because i did exactly this in 4 weeks and i was 5'11" 214 lbs. this is exactly what i did
I tried to run in the morning everyday. honestly i really slacked off on this, and it ended up being 2-3 times a week in the morning, but it was always somewhere between a 2.5 - 5 mile run.
for three consecutive days (they dont have to be consecutive) i had a 1-1.5 hour workout in which i just did calisthenics and some more running. just go for 100 pushups, 100 crunches/sit ups, leg lifts/flutter kicks, lunges, anything you find and like.
in terms of diet, i actually started eating more. it was exciting because i knew that i should never get that hunger feeling, and i felt like i was eating too much, yet the pounds still melted off. for breakfast my meals was yogurt, cereal, a bowl of fruit, a boiled egg, and water. for lunch i had a tuna/turkey sandwich or a salad with water. for my third meal it was usually just a salad with water, and for dinner i was eating rice, corn/carrots, and 1/4 chicken with water. i think the biggest thing is to drink loads of water (dont kill yourself), stay active, and try to keep out the simple sugars and needless fats.
in terms of multivitamins, i didnt take any, but i was eating fruits and veggies and i felt totally fine. more veggies and baked chicken is all good in my book
