I need recommendations of how to cut 30 seconds of a run time in a week. I ran a 1.5 mile course 12:30 and am looking to shave it to 12:00 by one week from now.

Sprint workouts, distance running, intervals?

well, all I know is, I looked at my phone when I started, it said 16:58.
I ran to my local oval and back, checked my phone and it said 17:06.
wondering how far I ran, I measured it in goole maps, and checked the distance using my car.
turns out it was just under a mile each way.
