are you serious? Why the fuck would you exercise the same muscles each day?

I do:

Chest / Triceps / Biceps
Back / Shouders / Abs
Legs / Cardio

6 days a week. Even that is almost too much for me, but im seeing fast results. Come up with a good cycle and stop posting retarded shit

Stop asking stupid questions and train different muscle groups on different days, also a day with no weight training 1-2 times a week is good. If you want to "burn energy" (guessing you want to lose weight) you have to eat less calories than you use, muscle growth is minimal when you're on minus calories though.

Haha, kind of reminds me of this one jackass squad leader I had a while back that got arrested... even though the guy was beyond peak physical condition his knowledge of physical fitness was pretty much non existent. He honestly believed that running everyday the entire time during PT was the only thing you needed to do to get in shape. It was a good four months of nothing but running everyday, fun times. Oh, of course there were the occasional combat PT sessions. Log runs, litter runs, water jug runs, water jug AND log runs. It was so funny watching him get arrested though.
