Sup /fit/ness freaks, any pointers for someone that's too embarrassed to go out to a gym to do some exercise for the time being, so if anyone could have some pointers on bedroom workouts it'd be greatly appreciated

go to the gym. it's full of fat people. it's not highschool anymore, most adults don't give a shit. if you're feeling out of place, just lift with as much intensity as you can, you'll soon forget about it.

grow a larger penis.

Exercise in the bedroom? You can: use the edge of your bed for dips, elevate your legs for declined press-ups (works the delts more), simple press-ups with wide grip (works pec and shoulders), with close grip (triceps), alternating lunges...

Damn... If I had a bedroom like in OP pic maybe I wouldn't turn out all wrong like I am.

Honestly when you work out at home there is a much greater risk of slacking off and not doing a good full workout. As opposed to the gym where there's nothing to do BUT lift weights and do exercise.

Trust me, from a former fatty, the only people who give a damn about fat people in the gym is other fat people who are too self conscious about themselves.

Trust me, go to the gym.

Yes. Do burpees. Do them a lot. Do them without the push up if you want, or without the jump. Do 100 of them however you like and repeat.
