shit, /fit/

i just got my wisdom teeth out, and i'm having a hard time eating enough calories. i don't want to go into starvation mode, but i feel bloated and sick if i eat more than 700 calories per day. what are some quick, healthy liquids i can eat? i've been eating lots of chicken broth and slimfast, because it's filling and has lots of vitamins. something with a higher calorie count would be appreciated, though.

also, what can i do to make sure my body doesn't freak the fuck out when i am able to eat right again? i'm thinking if i just eat fruits, veggies, and breads for a day i'll be able to coax my body out of starvation mode without it holding onto everything i eat.

thanks for your help in advance, and sorry if i sound stupid. i'm having a hard time thinking right.

Make smoothies or shakes or whatever you want to call them. You can put in pretty much anything you want and they're easy to eat.

I had my wisdom teeth out a few weeks ago. Very little pain. I was eating normal food, albeit at the front of my mouth becuase I had open bloody sockets in the back.

had 4 impacted taken out a month ago, i was not ambulatory for about a week straight. I just made myself protein shakes with peanut butter all day every day, and made some fruit smoothies because i couldn't open my fucking mouth.

I lost 10 pounds. baw
