So /fit/, what are the miracles of apple cider vinegar that you've heard?

From what I heard, this liquid is a godsend. Mix with honey and it can cure a sore throat. A small serving of it each day can boost your metabolism, clean out the works, lower fatigue and lower blood pressure. Some have even claimed it to stop allergies and acne. It even gives your pets a shiny coat!

What else does this substance do? Do you ever use it in your health endeavors?

The question is, does it taste any fucking good?

I drink natural juices, green tea and water. Occaisionally a sweet tea but thats it.

This cider is relevant to my interests.

It tastes awful and it's highly acidic.

It tastes horrible, but it's supposed to be good for you.

Well, do you like the taste of vinegar? I'm going to guess not.

Most people actually dilute it in water with some other taste.

But hey, if you got a taste for strong flavors, I don't see anything wrong with just taking the serving alone.

You don't HAVE to drink it. Like normal vinegar, it works good as a salad dressing.

I often use some in random cooking endeavors. It works as a good substitute for several things, but it really takes some experimenting.

How much is a good amount? I could see myself doing shots.

Suggestion to anyone who takes this up:

Straw.
Save your enamel and use a straw.

Nothing? It's a big scam.

This stuff did wonders for my dandruff back when I had hair.

I don't know if this is specific to apple cider vinegar or if regular acetic acid works just as well, but that stuff keeps my hair smooth as silk. And I've gotten rid of warts and birth marks with it, to.

how big is a serving?
