My point was this:
With all the antibiotics and preservatives put in your standard milk I garuntee you that the enzymes you are referring too have died off or become nearly useless by the time they make it to Walmart or wherever. Fresh milk is probably not bad for you, non-pasteurized organic milk is probably not bad for you (all in moderation) but the "got milk" bullshit they show on TV is not good for you. It's like wonder bread, it just LOOKS and TASTES like milk. Its not what you see in scientific studies, like...pure fresh milk. I have had 2 nutritionists tell me the same thing.
