Yo, /fit/.

I need some registered muscleheads to help me out with some sort of exercise regimen.

Between work and school I don't really have time to hit the gym, so I need to figure something out I can do mornings in between things. Pushups and whatnot. But I don't really know how many to do, what sort of things I should be doing... etc.

I'm about 145ish pounds and around 5'11, almost no body fat to speak of, though I haven't been measured in a while so those figures are probably inaccurate.

At any rate, my priorities are mainly a) Running faster and longer, b) More flat out physical strength, and of course, c) appearing more attractive to those girl things.

tl;dr: I want you to PUMP. ME. UP. How does I worked out?

Sadly, there's no way to squeeze an effective workout "inbetween" your other stuff. You'll need at least half an hour for weight lifting and half an hour for cardio.

However, for full body physical strength, squats are the standard. Do a light cardio warm up, then 5 sets of 5 reps of as much weight as you can handle. You can also do weighted pushups (and pullups, if you have the bar) in 5 sets of 5 reps. That can be done in a reasonable time frame and isn't too far from a complete workout.

Cardio, sadly, has no exceptions. You have to have your heart rate up for at least half an hour to get significant benefit from it.

Right, I can probably work that in somehow. Just do that everyday then?

Every other day.

give your major muscle groups several days to rest otherwise you will risk over-training.
Perhaps a 3-day a week routine including squats, dead-lifts (rack pulls if your a beginner), clear & press. These are heavy hitters on the CNS so do only 1 of these exercises per workout day.
If you're looking to drop some weight work your routine into supersets. This will keep your heart-rate up and maximize your time efficiency (sp?)

hope this helps.

OP your first problem is telling yourself you don't have time. MAKE TIME! Otherwise you will get no where.
Looking at your stats you're small and want to grow. Best bet is like poster above suggested doing compound exercises in a gym and EAT, EAT, EAT, EAT. You will not grow unless you're consuming high cals (clean cals at that). Good luck bro!

Do 50 barrel rolls per day.
