I used to just throw in whey and water too. Nutrition over taste, you know. But when I realised I could bung several things in there and come out with a more beneficial shake, I thought why not. A few months of experimenting has brought me to:
1 scoop of whey powder 1 scoop of powdered egg white 1 boiled egg white 1 tbsp peanut butter Maybe 1 small carton of yoghurt 1 banana 4 strawberries 4 tbsp strawberry juice 3 - 4 ice cubes 1/2 pint of milk/water
