alright /fit/ so two years ago i weighed 285, this pic is me now at 175. (6 foot 3 btw) i run daily and am down to a 6:30 mile (fuck yea!)anyways i also work out my abs 5 days a week using a combination of exercises and do them untill exhaustion.anyways my question is how much longer do you all think it would take to get some very defined abs, and is there anything i could do to increase that V at the bottom of the abs.
Just lower your bodyfat more, its pretty much the only way to get more definition. Also, start doing weighted exercises if your not, just try holding a weight plate behind your head while you crunch, add some resistance.

You should really give your abs some rest. They are muscles too and you should only work them 3 times a week MAX. Go through a bulking phase for a couple of weeks combined with lifting and then cut to get rid of the extra fat you gained. Combined with a proper diet your abs will be shredded.

I think doing 4 sets of 10-12 reps of weighted ab exercises will cause some growth. But like>>240222said, growth requires some rest.Your bf% looks pretty low. In fact its hard to believe you've lost 110 lbs and dont have excess skin.

Going mad on abs does not make great abs.You actually have to work out the body around it too, plenty of cardio as the fat over them doesn't become muscle.
