im planning to work out.......

i was planning to work out on the tread mill

but i was wondering can i lift weights too

or is that too dangerious can someone please help me

out for a good basic work out plan.

you need to watch out if you're planning on lifting weights, if you push yourself too hard, you might wake up one morning looking like this

when working out, with or without weights other than ur body weight, you need to do everything properly so u don't pull/tear a muscle
