It's called technique. Also, weight cutting - he actually walks around at around 220lbs.
Thats... extreme weight cutting. Goes against the trend that MMA fighters who cut down hard suck.
The trend? Forrest Griffin cuts from 240, Georges St Pierre cuts from 200, Sean Sherk and BJ Penn both cut from 180, ect. Fighters that don't cut all that hard are the exception rather than the rule.
