I have morbus crohn and exactly the same problem you have. I just tried out what works and what not. Things I can eat: Whey protein, milk, buttermilk, soy milk, peanut butter, steak, tuna. For breakfast I mix oats with two spoons of whey and soy milk for example. Lunch is steak or fish, dinner fish usually. Between bananas, apples, whatever.
