Trouble with 50g???

Meal replacement formula has 25g protein per meal. 2x of them and an evening meal > south shit diet

I like to eat Kashi Rolls! for a snack. They're almost the only ones I like, since they're hard to chew and pretty filling. They have like 12g protein and 6g fiber, 190 calories.
