Hey /fit/. 6'1" 160lb here with a quick question. I'm doing my cardio and lifting separate days, is that good or bad, or does it even matter? I figured this way I get eercise every day of the week, instead of every other.

It is recommended you seperate lifting and cardio by 8 hours or more. I do it on seperate days. I would advice you take 1 rest day as resting is a huge part of being healthy. Best way to lose weight/gain muscle/look sex is Nutrition > Weights > Rest > Cardio

I usually do
Monday/Wednesday/Friday - Lifting
Tuesday/Thursday - Cardio

for bulking and switched for cutting.

I remember seeing something like this on the news one day. You wrap a wet towel around where she has them and somehow it makes you thinner for a while. I forget what it's called or what the towel is wetted with though.

sauce pwease, because everything I see (read: Tom Venuto's BFFM) tells me that cardio is fine immediately after weight training. The weight training burns up glycogen stores so your body goes straight to fat as its energy source.

That said, my advice is to do cardio whenever you can up to an hour per day. If you do it daily, though, mix it up. Don't run 7 days in a row.

Could dehydrate skin or just give support where there is none. Or both.
