I've used this stuff when I shower for the past year, but I just realized it doesn't do shit.

Anything I can buy off the shelf to scrub my face that actually helps get rid of acne?

Make your own with sugar, mix different kinds together, white, brown, natural, etc. Sephora charges like $50 for a little tub of basically that.

If you want to get rid of acne go to a dermatologist so he can prescribe you something that actually works so you won't have to waste your money on off the shelf garbage that doesn't do shit

If you look at the ingredients on the bottle you wonder what good any of that shit is for your skin.

I hate to sound like a commercial, but I used to have really bad acne, and Proactiv seems to have been the only thing that really worked for me. :O I still get the occasional big pimple depending on my hormone levels, otherwise my skin is clear. Although blotting paper is needed every once in a while, especially during the summer. >.<

I used to scrub the shit out of face trying to get these bumps on my jaw to go away. However, I have found that just using a good gel cleanser helps a lot more than scrubs. I recommend Clean &Clear, either the orange stuff or green stuff.

Also using a dandruff shampoo as a face wash can help.

Dandruff shampoos have zinc which is a pretty shweet oil absorber.

And you only have to spend money on dollar store brand head n shoulders

Yea, I noticed that using a dandruff shampoo with salicylic acid helps and tingles, too
