Physical: If you have giant ears, a lazy eye, or any sort of unsightly disfigurement you'll never be physically attractive. While fat people can become thinner some factors cannot be changed- one can be predisposed to burn calories and become energetic (fast metabolism) regardless or how poor their diets are (short of a total McDonalds diet), some women have big breasts, and some men are tall and have broad shoulders.
Social skills: If someone has neglecting parents, not enough peer-interaction at a young age, autism, or aspergers they'll likely never be good with other people.
