hello again. second week into my diet/exercise plan. im eating alot of veggies with tuna and grilled chicken. ive worked out 600+ calories every day and will tomorrow as well.

sad thing is. i weighed 209 when i started and i weighed myself at 209 today. here are my thoughts. maybe when i weighed myself at the beginning it was on an empty stomach. maybe since im drinking 4-5 bottles of water a day its water weight. maybe the small amount of bread i do eat has fucked my diet. OR god hates me and doesnt want me to lose weight. Thoughts?

I dont think ive been starving myself and even if i was im pretty sure im burning more calories than i consume therefore dont have much to store.

also. i ate Jimmy Johns tuna delight 2 days in a row. they dont have wheat bread. does thius count as a cheat meal or is the white not that bad as long as im not eating loaves of it?

This.

Although I don't know a lot about fitness, perhaps you've been putting on just as much weight as you've been losing as well due to weight lifting adding on muscles?

more questions.

i normally run on treadmill 150cal, fastwalk 150cal, stat bike 100 cal, elliptical 200 cal. and i normally eat meals twice a day. either the aforementioned sub or some tuna and pickles, or a salad with tuna/grilled chicken. in between meals i snack on apples or pickles. and only water to drink.

what can i do to boost my fat loss? id like to have my %bodyfat in the lower single digits.

Oh, eat more meals. Two is bad. Shoot for three or four small ones, at least. Keep the snacks.

as soon as i smuggle a Gforeman grill into my room i will be eating more. whether it be grilled veggies or whatever. my f'ing school thinks GF grilles are fire hazards.... the only thing they serve in the cafeteria thats healthy is water and salad.
