the sleeps fine but like you said you do need to work on your diet, if you're eating fast food your probably somewhat dependent on soda. If so then give it up cold turkey today because too much sugar in your body wears you down or keeps you from sleeping easier

any type of fruit and vegetables is fine. Just avoid juices if you can help it. It's not that there bad really, but it's all just liquid sugar in the end even with the vitamins.

If the food you eat has high protein and little fiber or vitamins then you might have something to work with to give you more energy in the day

Can you give me any examples of what to aim for with regard to fibers and such. All I really know is that oranges and blackberries (or blackcurrents...black something) are high in vitamin C

really, you can eat any fruit/vegetable, i've never ever heard of anyone getting fat off of those two food groups, unless all u eat is coconut/avocado or some shit.

your fibre should be at least, or over 30g a day, and protein is hard to decide, i can't remember the correct uh thing to calculate that. the other guy who is helping you should awnser that

since you're starting to eat more healthy make list of what shop for or survive on at home and then post it. I probably won't be here by then but someone else will if you're choices suck or if there passing.

and potatoes, starch is the enemy against staying healthy so avoid eating white bread and potato chips. potatoes themselves are okay in small moderation.
