I ahve been going to the gym to do weights every other day. I have a jogging class on the other days so I do my cardio on those days.

I know for a fact that I"ve been eating at my normal caloric intake. I have gained alot of muscle and lost fat. However, my weight hasn't really changed.

This is why starting in the morning I"m giong vegetarian. I am cutting out a shitload of my carb intake as well.

I will be taking a multivitamin. What other steps should I be doing as well?

You best be trollin'. Going vegetarian and "cutting out a shitload of carbs"? Welcome to starvation in two weeks, and a complete loss of function. I would revise my goals of carb cutting, to carb choosing, and pick lots of complex ones like beans, lentils, sweet potatoes, whole wheat bread, prunes, raisins and squash.

wtf, why care about what the scale says. if you feel better, look better, and are gaining muscle, fuck the scale.

I look better than I have and feel better but my pants are the same size but my shirt size has gone down..I'm thinking the cardio and working my core will help me drop waist sizes

Working your core will just make the muscles there bigger. It will improve your appearance, yes, but don't think it will "shrink" that area. The only thing that can do that is lowering your body fat percentage.

I don't think you should vegetarian as a mean to lose weight. It sounds like you're taking the route that eating disorder patients do. Just eat more protein and cut maybe another 100-250 out of your diet. Your body probably looks great so what is the fear of seeing a number? Working out will become a chore if you don't have enough calories and energy to do go to the gym.You will also slow your metabolism and lose muscle tissue making you look flabby and soft. By cutting out high protien sources you may feel weak and lose iron. I am not sure if you are female. This is my advice- keep the multivitamin, cut come carbs, but don't go vegetarian. Keep eating lean meat and include yogurt in between as snacks; the plain kind that has a good amount of protien check the labels at the store. Losing weight is a process and you said your eating "normal caloric intake" which means that to lose weight you'd probably have to cut some calories from that intake. Just stay away from all sugar.
