Working Out and Subway Anonymous

so university is about tos tart for me again. im starting my first year. i started working out in march '08 4 times a week and lost about 50 pounds so far. since then. during the school year i was eating almost very clean healthy meals.

however. since university life is a brand new thing compared to high shcool. should i continue to bring my own meals with me to school cuz my house is pretty far to my uni. Or do u think. if i watch the things i eat when i buy something and work out as much as i still do. i will keep on going the same weight loss rate?

If i usually go out to eat. i choose a salad bar or subway. Is subway a really good food to be on if im not gona be home that often?

subway isn't something you should eat everyday, but if you're forced into a situation where fast food is a necessity, subway is of course the way to go.

wheat bread steak and all the fucking jalapenos which will fit on the bread, sounds like a perfect mid-day meal. of for evenings, a salad with extra meat.
