some extremely spicy food will help, especially a soup. call up a friend and get 'em to go to the asian food market, they have a type of ramen noodle there from thailand called 'mama'. get that in tom yam kung flavor, it will do wonders for your sinuses on it's own, but especially if you add some extra spice to it, such as dried chili flakes.
other than that, you need to keep the water intake up, and stay in bed. make sure you get enough salt so that you don't flush all the electrolytes out of your system, so alternating between water and gatorade would work.
