I've been trying to follow the six meals a day to boost my metabolism, but I'm just having a hard time following that as I usually wake up at about 9 or 10am. In addition to happenstances, it's just quite impossible for me to eat the six meals.

I've eaten vegetables, a barbecue and some sandwiches yesterday, and I think it's going to be worse for me. I'll probably just eat twice a day in a fastfood store (not McDonald's or any fat-ass store) and just lose it all on exercise.

Or ... any alternatives?

Try to write out a schedule for your meals for your whole day. Use your phone to set timers or something, and try to stick to it for a week straight

if you're eating six meals per day at one meal every two hours you need 12 hours. find the time or give up.

review your definition of "meal". when you eat six times a day, calling them snacks helps keep the idea of smaller portions. make sure all your snacks include some protein, like chew a few mouthfulls of chicken or something, throw in half or a whole apple.
