i quit the sodas (was 2-3 per day)
i quit the fast food (was ~1-2 times a day)

for 2 weeks now already

i started bike exercise 3 days ago for 30 minutes each day

i still weigh the same. what else can i do? 6'4" 277

Reduce your caloric intake slightly. Also, if you just recently started exercising, you may be losing some fat and gaining muscle, so your weight would stay the same.

Also, it would help tremendously if you added some sort of resistance workout.

i want to, but i'm currently recovering (hopefully) from a shoulder injury which is why i'm doing the bike, actually.

You definately gained some muscle. Going from inactive to *any* activity will do that.

Its not enough to quit whats bad for you. You have to eat healthy. Pick up a fucking book on nutrition.
Second. You need to get your heart rate up and keep it up. 30min ain't shit. Aim for an hour or get your fat ass back on the couch.
