good or bad? I know testosterone can affect muscle gains... so are you getting more testosterone before or after a wank?

I've heard arguments either way.

Long story short, doesn't matter.

If you really want to give it any credence to your workout, even at an objective standpoint the change is so minimal and quickly restored to normal it just does not matter.

However, one argument that prevails over this and is well known is that it helps to prevent teh cancer.

So wank away, or not, totally up to you and it doesn't matter.

Yes, its because of the neurochemicals that get released, they tend to make you sleepy. Energy stores (glycogen) in your muscles are also depleted to a certain extent, significantly more then what you would expect from the level of physical activity usually invovlved, I don't know why.
