Dear god.. I've fucking hit rock bottom. I am at 5'11 and weigh a mere 117lbs. According to several websites, this would be the BMI of someone who is anorexic. And according to the same website, I'm at the weight of a borderline starved/anorexic person. I eat normally I eat a lot sometimes but my diet is fairly normal. It's just.. I'm starting college in 3 weeks and I don't want to be that "skinny guy". This is really bringing me down.. If I attempt to eat shitloads at once, I feel nauseated for some reason.. and need to breath. Do you guys know any methods to eat a lot with out causing this?

are you eating a shit load and eating it real fast?

try to pace yourself when doing it, dont be overwhelmed by all the shit sitting infront of you

just be realistic and realize if you dont bulk up you will be a skinnyfuck forever, and 3 weeks? you should of thought about this awhile back if your concern was not going into college like that

Eat a huge meal and take a nap.

Metabolism slows down when sleeping so you should gain a ton of a weight and fast.

Weight training is the best way to gain weight.

If you want o put on a bit of fat (which doesn't really sound like a bad idea considering you height/weight) then go buy some weight gain. Use it AS WELL as eating normally (5-6 meals a day). You will put on weight. Obviously, muscle weight in more healthly but everyone needs a certain about of fat to live a healthy life.

If you really want to bulk up you should start a weightlifting/diet program. Go buy or check out some weightlifting/bodybuilding books and start working out.

Basically start doing weight training at a gym or with your own set at home and load up on carbs/protein in 6-8 small meals throughout the day.
