I'm quite out of shape, and I've never worked out in a gym, really.

I used to do PT when I was in the military several years ago, but I haven't done much of working out since then.

I'm tired of fucking fat chicks.

My question is: where do I begin?

Above 6'? then your weight is fine.

But if you want to work out at a gym, look into stronglifts. Google it.

out of shape 195 is fat if you're 6'1". Even more so for 5'11". Look up stronglifts and rippetoes on the tubes. I don't care enough about other people's problems other than to troll and occasionally point them in the right direction
