I started working out just over a month ago. I started with 40 push-ups a day, then moved to 60, and am now on 80. I was also drinking protein shakes for a period, but have stopped cause it changed my personality >.> For the worst.

Anyway, I've noticed changes everywhere, but not that much in my upper arms, is there any particular way I can get my upper arms any bigger?

tl;dr: need a plan to make my arms bigger.

No, it wasn't the protein at all. Stop thinking that protein shakes are anything like steroids at all. They're not even close. Look at the structural formulas of testosterone and then leucine or glycine or whatever type of protein on wikipedia if you don't believe me. You should be getting a lot of protein if you want to get bigger, and I guarentee it is not affecting your personality at all
