hey there do you do cardio before or after weight lifting? i know if you do it the right way it increases muscle production

It will tire you out if you do it before hand, resulting in less weight being lifted, and less muscle being built.

i have a fucked up ribcage so my pectoral muscles are all warped and stuff, and I can only at best bench around 50 kg. after 3 years of working out.

I don't like cardio before my weight training. I always found warming up with weights to be more my thing and I felt that cardio before took away from my lifts. I know some people do the light treadmill before, but I always liked to stay focused on one thing, one mission in my workouts.
