Say i do two days a week working solely on my chast and another two working every other area, how long will it be till i get some real change in my chest? I mean i have pecs, and im one of those sad people that will flex his chest out of boredom, but like, im not happy as my pecs dont really come together, i know there not menat too but like, so they cover my whole chest if you get me. Kinda like what gerald butler has. currently i do 4 days overall body workout but by time i start doing my chest my arms are too exhuasted, and if i start with my chest buy the itme i feel the burn my arms are dead for my other excersises. So yeah, any advice /fit/?

Bend your elbows at ninety degree angles, do push ups so your chest touches the floor when you go down and your arms form an arch when you go up. Do this until your arms give out in a rep.
