Sup, have any /fit/s lately?

I am probably what you would call "skinnyfat". I weight 118 lbs and am 5'8.5 (male). How can I lose fat without losing any more weight? My family is becoming concerned with it. I do 12 minutes of HIIT every morning after i get up with a 4 minute warm-up and 4-minute cool-down. Later in the afternoon I usually do some light freeweights to build upper body and core. I do this almost every day.

Is there anything I can do to reduce my fat without lowering my weight any more?

lose fat and gain the weight lost in muscle. squats will give you the best bang for your buck

you shouldnt be doing weight training almost everyday for the same muscle. after a lifting session, you should be in pain from ripping the muscle fibers and have them grow as you rest (takes about 3 days).

if you can do it everyday, then the light weight training is doing nothing for you and you are wasting your time

If you say you're doing 12 minutes of HIIT every morning, odds are, you're doing it wrong. Start weighttraining.
