when is the best time to work out? liek morning, afternoon, or before you go to sleep? or does it not really matter?

I workout at night. If I work out in the morning, I am wiped the rest of the day. Plus showering before bed is better, I hate sleeping feeling all greasy.

working out just before you go to bed could wreck your sleep. As your heart rate increses when it should be slowing down ready for sleep.
I would get a good 8 hours, wake up and work out. Then shower to freshen you up and have breakfast. That way you're psyched for the day but you still replenish the energy levels.
I like to work out when I get home from work too, then have dinner and relax for the rest of the day.

I work out at seven pm,sometimes eight pm. My work out lasts an hour + some cardio after it. Then I shower, eat and at eleven pm go to sleep.
