Hey /fit/. Serious question. I finished my dinner around 7:30 pm, and it is currently 12:30am. I went to the gym from 9:30-11:30pm. I usually eating 5 smaller meals a day, but since I usually finish eating dinner at 7:30, is it bad to eat again at 10:30? I heard that it was bad to eat 2 hours prior to going to bed. I usually sleep around 1-2am ish. Its not that I'm hungry, I just don't want to starve my body or for it to plateau or anything. Comments please. Pic not related.

You might not want to eat a full meal before going to bed, but something small like a sandwich or some fruit won't kill you.

I get into similar situations, feeling a little hungry later at night after dinner. I just try to remind myself that i've already eaten and that i'll just wait for breakfast, it seems to work well enough. Eating before going to bed isn't really a good idea.

Is exercising that close before you go to bed good?

Exercising is not recommended before you go to bed because it pumps up your heart and thus it will be harder to fall asleep. Other than that, no other consequences.
