Hey /fit/I'm 17yrs old, 5"11' and weigh 140 pounds.As you can imagine i'm pretty skinny and am also very unfit.Can someone suggest a diet/exercise regeme that'd help me gain weight and also get some muscles.There's one catch though, i'm semi-vegetarian meaning I don't eat meat but I do eat fish. I guess i'm gonna get flamed for that or whatever and expect that line qouted with 'there's your problem'.I wanna put 1-2 hours everyday into getting into shape and would like to know the most efficient exercises and that.
