Wtf mis/fit/s?! I'm doing squats for the first time in years, and i remember them working out my legs, but the shit just hurts my back now... I think it's my form. When I try to push my ass out my back bends like a motha fucka, should I try to keep that shit straight or ?!

Pretty much. If you can't keep your back pretty much straight, you're probably using too much weight

don't hunch over. that's the main cause of back problems when doing squats.

alright. when i go as low as the guy in the illustration i get a lot of knee discomfort. i go down slow and in control so it could be too much weight but still ... i feel i can do more weight but my knees won't have it.

flax seed oil in need?

go get a back brace before you hurt yourself >->

practice with just the bar til the form is correct. DO NOT injure yourself by adding weight this early

This form has been approved by a strength coach. It's pretty pretty much text-book.
The only exception is that he should be looking slightly down about 6' in front of him.

For you taller fellas (longer legs), this is how it should look.

Don't get a belt until you're squatting around the mid 300's to allow for proper lowerback adaptation. This is very important.

You shouldn't need a back brace until you are lifting huge amounts.
