The first time round, I ate a lot of chicken, rice, vegetables and fruit. I drank a lot of water too. I really enjoyed it too, changing how I flavoured the rice and so on, so it didn't get boring. Whenever I fancied something sweet, I'd have it and just spend some extra time at the gym. I'd never starve myself either.
But you know how it is when you move and work full time. You end up falling out of healthy eating habits. I really want to get back into it though.
I was just wondering if anybody here could recommend anything so I'm not going on my own blind faith. It's always nice to take advice from people who are doing the same thing/have done it already.
