Hi there /fit/.So here's my question:in two weeks, I'll be moving into a new house with a room big enough to put my treadmill in. I run at least three times a day at the gym and will probably run more once i move. I'm in the process of losing some weight, so by the end of the summer, my goal should hopefully be just maintaining it. I've been lifting, too, but since I don't have anything I can lift at home, I go to the gym for that too. What I want to know is, once I lose the weight, and I continue to run, how many times a week should I lift? Every other day? Once a week? Right now I'm lifting every other day, but after summer, when I start up a busy schedule and am just trying to stay the weight I am, I'm not sure if I should just continue what I'm doing right now or change.
Continue what you're doing now, find a way to make room for your workouts.
3 times a week is good.
