Hey /fit/, first time poster here. Could someone please give me examples of good exercises for the stability and endurance of the lower back?
i'm gonna go ahead and say SQUATZ, also deadlifts

OP, I usually go with the lat pulldown for stability/endurance of the back.I usually toss in 6x5 (3 widegrip, 3 narrow grip) to thoroughly work it out...
What about bent over rows? or good mornings?
