/fit/ i fucked up
it's 1:15 in the morning and i'm not tired and really depressed.
so i just went downstairs and ate a ton of food.
i can feel my body fat increases and its making me feel worse. what's the best thing i can do right now to reverse this?

Anyway, you can exercise RIGHT NOW. That will burn off a bit of it. You gained maybe a half-pound, so lose it in a few days. Don't do it again.
