I have a problem /fit/

I'm 6'0 and weigh 179 pounds.

I work out 4-5 times a week 30 minutes at a time.

I can finally run 1.5 miles without having to slow down, 40-45 push ups without having to stop and 60ish sit ups without having to stop.

The problem is I still look like this. I've been at it for almost 2 months, when will I stop looking like I'm made of fat and gel?

here. 1,5-2 hours 4 times a week.
bringing some friends to the gym will make it a lot easier.

if you want to lose fat, you need to change your eating habits. training helps, but won't do alone.

and 2 months is NOTHING. let's talk again in a year or so.

I workout 2 hours a day 5-6 times a week, so ya, when you want something, you ahve to work for it, saying that, I got to go get ready to go to the gym.

I have a job, 5 advanced placement classes, and I still manage to work out 1.5 hours 4 times a week while keeping up with all my hobbies and friends. My suggestion is probably to cut down on your workouts, go maybe 3-4 times a week instead of 5, and extend the length that you work out.

stop eating Fetticini Alfredo... the shit is pure cheese sauce and carbs

losing weight is not about how fast you can do a bunch of exercise or how much weight you can lift... its about keeping your heart going for a lengthy amount of time

work out for 45-60 minutes on cardio alone
then do your situps and pushups
then come back and tell me how right i was

Want some cheese with that whine? Double major with a part time job and make time for homework and socializing, and get to the gym five or six times a week for over an hour each time.

If anything, go hard four times a week. Half an hour of weights and half an hour of cardio. Eat right and get good sleep. Half an hour four or five times a week, even with good diet, isn't going to net you much results unless you're going extremely hard with little breaks. Where do you work out? Maybe go to the gym and run errands on the way back. With exercise you have to work both smart -and- hard.
