to save you from a tl;dr- i am allergic to pretty much all vegetables & fruits. the skin around my jaw/throat itches, my chest & throat tighten painfully to where i have a hard time breathing, and i get acid reflux &/or diarrhea from it..

someone has suggested that loosing weight and geting Candida-Yeast out of my system could help me considerably.

lately i havent given a shit and just eaten fruits and vegetables anyways, and while i dont eat the ones that rip my ass a new one- i can eat a lot more than originally i could.

is it possible just fighting the allergies a little at a time + loosing weight + getting that yeast or whatever out of my system help?

pic related to make thread incredibly sexy.

because the doctor gave me pills. when i took said pills, yes they worked. but i have terrible allergies to pollen, animals, etc. and after about a year, my body gets used to any and all allergy pills. the combination of pills i took involved claratin(sp).

i figure if there is anything connected to weight + that fucking yeast i keep hearing about, i'd like to know.

how the fuck would i be a troll for asking about weight loss and food related allergies? OH GOD ITS THE PICTURE ISNT IT? its called jokes.

I thought you were trolling cause the condition is so rare. "Allergic to fruits and vegetables." Riiight.
Anyways, I would take some kind of antihistamine and/or Pepcid with your food. I get acid reflux from a few things and sometimes spontaneously.
Still, this is something you should ask your doctor about. See if there's a way around your treatment other than just taking Claritin.

I'm not really sure. I'm allergic, but not quite as bad as you, to everything I eat. So, I eat it all. I take acidophilus (yogurt bacteria) so that all the shit comes out, not some. Furthermore, I'm usually allergic to my living quarters at first, and I then grow accustomed to them and have more severe reactions when visiting previous living quarters.

Kimberly-Clark's Kleenex stock value depends on me.

>antihistamine and/or Pepcid

Antihistamines will eventually murder your gallbladder when taken regularly.

Nearly all heartburn medicines will remove good bacteria from your digestive tract, making your shit even worse. That adds up in a matter of days, not with the occasional pill.

I used to have horrible seasonal allergies, however a solid year of two of proper diet and exercise seem to have removed the problems completely.

Also, my brother was deathly allergic to all dairy and nuts when he was born. He eventually grew out of it-he can now eat dairy and some kinds of nutzz.

thanks for scrutinizing my food allergies. i really enjoy it, a lot.

bananas, oranges, grape fruit, grapes & tomatoes dont bother me as well as broccoli, green beans, radishes, lettuice (only when eaten with other foods, if eaten alone, it gives my diarrhea usually) and celery.

anything other than that and i'm generally either clawing my face or cant breath, or spend the rest of the day locked in the bathroom.

also, i recently went to the doctor about it as well as a few other things for just.. checking up on, and he as well as i got distracted and forgot to go back and discuss it.

Interesting, I'm on the opposite side of the spectrum for fruits & veggies.

My bad! So it's like "shrimp allergy" bad, not "wah, flower pollen" bad like my mom gets. You were kind of understating your condition.
But seriously, stop asking us. Go back to your doctor and don't get distracted about this if it's so important to you, cause obviously it is.

Any source on this? I used to not take Pepci, but I got bad heartburn and acid reflux. My dad got me to start taking it- I don't need it as much, but it's good to keep on hand.

my seasonal allergies have backed off due to getting shots once a week over about two years. they get less and less terrible, but the food allergies have become worse. i tend to not notice health problems until someone else is like "get your ass out of the floor and go to the doctor- that requires stitches". so.
>>19480
thank you, i will look out to avoid those.

lol. wah flower pollen isnt super fun, but i will harass the doctor about it i guess. last time i mentioned getting on more pills i got the "loose weight/yeast in your body" suggestion. not to mention that i cant get to the doctor until this semester is up due to insurance being a fag.

I learned this from a specialist after regular Prilosec use had this effect on me. I'm a little more predispositioned to it than the average person will be.

any allergy a person has to fruits/vegetables are all physiological. If you don't know the fruit is there, you won't react to it.Trust me, I have tested it many times.

You're right. How does immune system know what fruit is?

I recently read about this guy with really severe allergies who drank unpasteurized milk for a year and is now Superman. No allergies whatsoever.

No idea if that's actually related to the milk he was drinking but it's an idea.
