Garlic pickles. Seriously. You can eat an entire jar and it's only 100 calories on average. Satisfies salty cravings very well.
Salsa with plain saltine crackers. Saltine crackers have roughly 10 calories per crackers and salsa has 10 calories per two tablespoons. Might not be a perfect replacement for greasy chips, but it does the job just fine. Spicy foods also raise your metabolism higher than normal foods.
Tofu Shirataki noodles. Very similar to regular al dente pasta. Has no funny taste. Come pre-cooked. 40 calories per EIGHT OUNCES (that's half a box of regular pasta). Find a low calorie vegetable marinara sauce to pair them with, and you can wolf down a big bowl of it for practically no calories. Also good for stir frying or simply with soy sauce and some seasonings. Haven't gone back to regular noodles.
Butternut squash. Peels simply enough (might be tough if you suck at culinary tasks, the skin is kind of thick), easy to de-seed. Cut into French fry shapes, put on a sprayed cookie sheet (spray with no calorie sprays), bake for roughly 35-40 minutes at 425 degrees. Insanely low calorie version of French fries, though they taste a bit sweet, so it's more like sweet potato fries.
Similar to the above. Get a nice large onion. Cut into rings (if you can't manage this, you fucking suck at life), coat with egg whites only, coat with ground up rice cakes or low calorie cereal. Bake 'em all for 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees. Super low calorie version of onion rings. They're fucking delicious. You can make a whole onion's worth and it's only about 150 calories...and onions are generally dirt cheap.
