I'm male, 17 years old, 5'10 and around 170, this isnt me in the photo but it's similar to what i look like, except for one thing. I have man tits, not big, but still slightly noticable, i was wondeirng if there is a good workout/excercise to help with this?

Channers are mean. But yea, you just have to do some exercise to get it off. Or just do a bunch of pushups and get some pecs. The fat won't turn into muscle but you can grow it and then it will look better when the fat goes away more.

work on ur upper body mostly, but do a full body workout for the next 3 months or so (daily)

Not daily. Give yourself at least one rest day to allow your body time to recuperate. Personally, 3 - 4 days of heavy compound lifts a week is a great way to lose fat or build muscle (or both if you're lucky) depending on how much you eat to either gain or lose.
