Stop worrying about some special "diet" that'll make you lose 10 lbs in water weight and lean muscle mass.
Acai berries aren't some magical berry that cures your cancer or melts fat off your body. That's cocaine.
Anyway, instead of worrying about some trendy diet, you should really start going back to what works.
Eating nutritionally, eating smart, eating ENOUGH.
Once you are eating great, you'll notice a HEALTHY drop in weight.
Then you can compound those losses with copious amounts of weightlifting and cardio. Or, you can take this shitty diet, balloon back and forth between weight and remain a fat cunt forever.
