Hey /fit/ I'm not in the greatest shape but I'm at least I'm not fat. I want to start doing cardio but my knees are blown to shit, can you recommend some workouts?

Actually I didn't even think of an eliptical or a bike lol that'll probably workout for my cause I'm no where near a pool.
