well, from personal experience, i used wet & dry saunas at the gym. the wet sauna is good if you want to get rid of toxins in the pores and sweat it out (IMO). the dry, i liked just because it was so fucking hot. roughly 210 degrees, 0 humidity made it feel really nice. the only downside that i got from it was the increased risk of putting too much pressure on my heart. ( i have a bad heart) so my doctor told me not to use it toom uch, but i didn't care. i'd stay in the wet sauna for an hour everyday and the dry for 2 hours every day. i lost about 30 lbs the first month i went, but i also worked out for a few hours everyday as well, so i hope that helps.
