Hey /fit/

I've had pimples for a few years now. And for the past 4months I've really been getting sick of them. I've Just tried a face cream but I don't think it worked, well it didn't.

So what would be the best way to get rid of them?

Sandpaper.

dermabrasion .. not sure how to spell it, they use a special machine that takes off a few layers of skin, then the skin specialist will take 2 swabs and gently squeeze each zit or black head to get the crap out then you use a series of cleaners ect and also never pic or squeeze zits with fingers, get a small needle, poke a tiny tiny hole on the surface and gently "massage" the infected pore until the puss and stuff comes out

might be fine for a quick cleansing, but without a good routine, the pores will just fill again.

Acne.org is the only one that's worked successfully for me, with little suffering (for example, proactive was painful and just made me shiny as hell)

Make sure you're washing your face morning and night with very light cleanser. You can easily clean pores manually but if you try using a stong cleanser to do that job you'll end up with a dry uneven face.

That sounds like a fun job. I GET TO SQUEEZE SHIT OUT OF PEOPLES PORES ALL DAY.

I had acne well into my early 20s. What finally made it go away was birth control. So it was definitely hormone related. I'd have started that early if I'd known there were fringe benefits. That may or may not be an option for you.
