Sup /fit/!

I've been losing weight for quite a while and I've been living a really healthy life for the last year.

The problem is that I can't see any changes in my body, I still feel like the same chubby kid and I don't see any real difference. I realized this when I met a friend for coffee and she told me that I look really thin. I at first thought she was joking with me but later on I realized that she actually though I was looking a lot thinner. Before I started losing weight I was at about 88kg, and at the moment I weight about 72kg(178cm tall btw.)

So I'm wondering is it normal that I don't see any changes in my body? My friends and family often tell me that I look like I've lost lots of weight, but I just can't see the difference, I still think I look fat, and I also feel like a tub of lard.

Picture unrelated, it's an old picture of a girl I kinda have a crush on.

because you dont lift weights

It's gradual, and you're with your body every day. Other people don't see you as much as you do, so those gradual changes add up and are seen at once by other people.

tl;dr you're fine no need to start throwing up

In my own experience, lifting weights has a huge transformation on your body, more so than just dropping a few pounds. Many things will change that you wouldn't expect, and your body image will probably improve a lot.
