Hey /fit/, you know how the atkins diet says you have to eat 8 cups of green vegetables a day - what vegetables classify as the ones you need to eat and what vegetables don't?Also, can I eat 8 cups of broccoli(whatever is an acceptable green) a day or do I need to have a mixture? So say a cup each of cucumber, broccoli, spinach, green beans, cellery, alfalfa, green capsicun and silverbeet...And if it's something like broccoli or maybe cabbage, can you cook it? Is it okay to cook it until it's mushy or does it have to still be crisp? Will it loose it's goodness if I cook it too much?
do you even know what vegetables are? Capsicun and cucumber are fruits. beans are legumes.
