i only got a timed run for 100m. we're don't have much of a difference, my fastest run was 11.15 on top condition, but my usual times are around the same as yours.

When I was losing weight I ran, but I have asthma, so I was never good at distance, instead I would just go balls out on a mile, got it down to 6 minutes flat. Now I just play ludicrous amounts of racketball
