At this time of the year biking isn't very appealing to me since it gets dark around 3pm in where I live and it will probably start snowing in a couple of weeks. I've considered running, though I've always had hip+knee+ankle problems which makes me hesitate a bit. Weight training is something I've been interested in for a while but I'm a bit clueless about the basics(hence the thread, I was trying to get the other gurlz to post their routines and, well, copy the one that pleases me the most). I'm very unhappy with my body and want to do something about it. I'm 5' 5½'' and I weigh 112 lbs. I would like to have slimmer arms, a bigger ass and get rid of the so-called chicken legs. Would jogging + squatz be the obvious answer?
