Quick question /fit/. I'm 6'2" and 155lbs. Can i bulk up a bit just by doing push-ups, pull-ups, and SQUATZ?

Yes but you're going to need free weights eventually. Trust me, I was in your situation not too long ago.

i didn't start getting size and strength until i got an olympic bar. dumbbells are for isolation.
