Uhhh OP here.
I do eat 5 meals a day evenly spaced, protein in each, carbs loaded in the morning, fats piled toward night. Plenty of fiber. 2200 cal a day.
Two months ago I started this at 160 lb, and have through a lot of lifting made nub gains to 165 lb and killed a good amount of bodyfat in the process. I'm thinking maybe the additional muscle gained is raising my intake needs beyond what I've been intaking these two months so far, but I don't really know.
