im starting work on monday. wake up at 5am on the train at 6.30 into work at 8.
i've been dedicated to healthy eating for the last month and not going to stop anytime soon, plus suffering with hypertension so on a low salt intake. my work will be labour intensive and so what do i eat on the train on the way to work? no way will i be able to eat before getting the train as it will be too early and i cant eat before i travel.
help me fit

Prepare a smoothie for the train journey.
Flax seed oil, protein powder, oats, and some yummy fruit to sex it all up a bit. Make sure you prepare it the night before so its nice and chilled for the morning.

Ground Flax seeds are better. Oil has less nutrients.
