Two words, /fit/...Farmer's Walk.Did it today with two 40 lb dumbells, 102 degree weather. wasn't doing too bad for 1st half of my route, i even mixed in some alligator pushups and climbing/jumping down a wall a few times along with some other filler cardio.For the second half, I was destroyed. My hands literally couldn't sustain a grip for more than 30-40 feet at a time and it took a big ass rest before I could go another 40 feet. That made me feel quite fail, but I vowed to get the weights to the top of the hill at the end of the neighborhood.I kept to it, finished up the hill, covered 1 mile altogether with those weights. I've never done something so physically annaihilating.And oh yeah, I got a wicked sunburn.
