The first ever workouts I ever did were on the bicep at about the age of 13-14. I've - what appears to look like - knots on the inside of my biceps since about two years ago. My right is far worse than my left though, it looks almost as if I got a muscle implant or some mutanic shit.

I know how to get rid of muscles in the back, legs, etc, but how the fuck do I get rid of them in the bicep? There's no bone to press against, thus giving pressure. All I'm doing is pushing my bicep outward and not doing a thing. When I try to push downward towards my bone I don't get the desired affect either.

Ideas?

Also, I think /fit/ needs a mascot. How about /fit/oad?
