I want to look like this. Currently I weight 210 lbs and have a 34in waist line. When I was 18-21, I had an appearance similar to Hugh Jackman off of X2; muscular but no abs, just tucked in. This is probably because I lifted heavy weights 5 times a week but ate whatever I wanted.

Today I'm out of shape and have a little pot belly. I want to get buff again but I want to go beyond what I was and really tone up. I got back into heavy lifting in the past two months and have noticed my arms and chest starting to reshape. My boxing club told me to stop lifting heavy weights and switch to nothing but cardio. They said that way, I'll lose weight faster, and with lifting, I'll lose 5 lbs one week but gain 10 the next. They said if I really feel inclined to lift, instead of curling 30lbs 10 reps, switch to 15 lbs for 20 reps but doesn't that add up?

All in all, I bought Stallone's book & it's on the way(I assume he knows what he's talking about) and I have no idea what foods to eat or what supplements to take. I've heard fish & eggs are perfect, but I'm allergic to seafood and for some reason, I always vomit after eating eggs. I just can't keep them down. I don't think I'm allergic to eggs since I can eat anything with egg in it.

I'm scared of supplements since I've heard they affect everyone differently, I'm either afraid of a supplement making backfiring and making me gain fat, or making my hair fall out.

Can you guys help at all?

It took Stalone a few months with the world best trainers to look like Rocky. Good luck.

I'll settle for Drago's appearance if anyone knows what to eat or what supplements to take outside of steroids.

Little advice, almost every actor takes steroids to get in shape in such short time for a movie role.

so it's not possible to get that muscular & tone without steroids?

"For example, I cut out fats as much as possible. 1 wouldn't eat bread, any dressings or sauces. Everything had to be quality, unprocessed food with good nutrition and no extra calories.

"My fluid intake was water, iced tea and coffee. After a while, I got used to always being just a little hungry. My body was in a delicate equilibrium, so that by eating a little extra carbohydrate, a little more or less protein, or changing my fluid intake, I could radically change the look of my physique almost immediately.

"I could put up with the feeling of being hungry because I knew that would contribute to how good I looked on the screen. But, beyond that, being hungry makes you edgy and more aggressive, and I found this contributed to my being able to play He-Man, a character filled with restless energy just barely under control."

But Dolph found that simply restricting his calories wasn't enough. He'd done that in Rocky IV, and found he had cut back too far on protein.

This time Dolph kept up his amino acid intake, relying on protein supplements when necessary."
