Hey /fit/OK, heres the deal. Help me out.5'11, 180lbs and I want to lose some gut weight pretty damn quick.Ive dropped soda from my diet almost altogether and I've been replacing alot of crap food with fruits and veggies. It isnt always easy to eat decent as I'm usually pretty busy.I do some heavy bag work, crunches, sit-ups, push-ups, and a little jogging every few days or so.Interested in Hydroxycut or even Stackers (doubt it, Stackers is evil) but I'd rather just do this naturally and lose some weight soon.Ideas? Hints? Suggestions?Let it begin (and unfortunatly, pic unrelated)
