In need of advice.Okay, i've come to the conclusion that I am overweight. Fat, even.Over the past year i've been trying to see what it is about my lifestyle that is making/keeping me overweight.I cut out certain foods, [soda, junk food, fast food, processed foods, pasta, bread that's not 32143 types of grain, etc] became more active, got healthier all around,and the only thing it did was put bulky uglyness under my fat.I went to the doctor who did a physical on me, and said health-wise I am fine, my blood pressure is perfect and i'm just the same as an average person when it comes to physical ability.So, I ask you, Why do I still have excess fat? How can I get rid of it?pic unrelated, just how I feel.
