hey /fit/,I'm a college student, usually living off mostly cereal, sandwiches, and fast food. I gained some weight over spring break (ate too much fast food and drank with friends, etc.) and I was wondering if you guys could offer some advice on easy ways to lose weight. I'm not looking for anything too hardcore, just little things.I'm cutting fast food and sodas, watching my caloric intake and whatnot, and I might walk to school a few days a week. Any other advice?
Some would say there's nothing wrong with fatty foods at all. Trans fats are bad though and you'll probably want to limit saturated fat intake (although maybe not). Do eat lot of plants though.
like he said theres nothing wrong with eatting fast foods..well you can burn them off fat lazy ass
