Hey /fit/, first time poster here.

Let me describe myself, I am 6'2", 145 lbs, can lift 70-80 lbs, and am one skinny mother fucker. Seriously, my metabolism has got to be unhealthy, because at one point, I was in a routine of waking up, playing an MMORPG for 12 hours (while eating almost exclusively junk food), then going back to sleep. For 3 months. And guess what? I didn't gain a single fucking pound, if anything, I lost weight. So I was wondering if anybody could give me tips on how to gain a bit of muscle, I don't want to be a body builder at all, I just want to have tone because it's obviously more attractive to woman than what I have (or should I say what I lack).
