Hay /fit/, I just got back from the gym. Instead of chowing down on a burger, got my HIIT cardio in today. At 3AM. Why? Because I hate my beer gut and I'm sick and tired of being in that overweight-but-not-quite zone. Fuck fat and fuck the naysayers. Put down that sammich and get on that fucking bike.
