fit help
im 180cm and 73kb.
a bit of flab here and there.
how can i burn it fast and make some nice abs, or at least a nice looking body,
eating goes normal, with fruit meats and vegetables.
now, what type of stuff should i do? i have a park near so i can run there. in home i have weights and "the thing on the centre of the pic"
so is that stuff good? and how do you recomend me to do it?

If you're aiming to burn fat, you need to do some cardio like you've already mentioned - running. Regular weightlifting will also lead to a more toned body, but don't expect super fast results.

The thing in the center of the picture is an elliptical machine. It's meant to "replace" running on treadmills, track, etc. It's designed to eliminate stress on the joints in the legs.

Use it only when you can't run outside easily. It's not as good as a real run in my honest opinion.

Cut out all junk food, and stick to water, milk, teas, and crystal lite to drink. There's been hundreds of "WHAT DO I EAT /fit/?!" threads - so I'm assuming you've seen one.
