Anyone here into athletics, specifically sprinting?
Two questions, do you do weights to compliment it, and if so, what kinda weights? What I mean is, how many reps of an exercise, and how much of your max lift?

The balls of my feet haven't, but the arch of my foot will cramp and fucking kill sometimes after HIIT.

I guess glutamine supplements and cushioning footwear will help the both of us man, good luck with your training!

I was the fastest kid in school, even faster than the black kids! I didn't have any formal training. I grew up on a farm since I was 9, ran over the achers of land, climbed trees, baled hay, and pulled loaded wagons into the barn when the tractor wouldn't fit. All I could do was sprinting though, any long distance stuff just killed me

Yeah I was the fastest kid in my school by grade 12, mostly because I'm fairly tall and light. My father's side were farmers, and in high school he was a sprinter as well.

But then I'm half-asian, so it's weird beating black kids.
