Anyone got tips for buying a bike.
I'm in the same place as OP pretty much, but I don't have a bike.

I've heard there's supposed to be some minimum spend for getting something that will last more than a year.

Try to find a cheap used one at Goodwill?

WTF is this shit? Just do 200+ SQUATZ everyday, srsly.

Why have you taken chin-ups and pull-ups out of your workout and substituted push ups? It's not the same.

Maybe OP cant do chin ups? at 205lb i'd be surprised if he could since hes looking to get into shape most of it is prob fat

What>>228682said, and I don't have access to more than just basic weights. Is there a better substitute for now?

OP you obviously do not no shit about getting fit, 15 minutes on teh bike will do shit for you, if you are looking get fit cardio is the key. Muscular endurance does not do much unless you are trying to get muscle. I would suggest focusing on getting fit first then muscular. I dont use american term so i dont know what u look like kilo wise. But i would suggest doing 1h on the bike everymorning before breakfast, that way the food you ate last night would of been digested and you would be burning fat. I would also suggest that you eat healthy and go to bed at the right times because it is proven to eating fresh fruit and vege's and getting a good nights sleep are essential to getting fit. i would also do push-ups / Sit-ups everynight before bed. Start at about 10 of each, then when u feel confident increase by 5 or so. Make sure you do it everynight because u miss one at it does affect you

They were my 2 cents

he probably just took it from stronglifts.com

anyways, if you were just copy pasting stronglifts.com ... since you know about the site just read it and learn as much as possible before you hit the gym.

avoid smith machines and nautlilis stuff... and get a partner to go with you so he can spot you.

I did, it seemed like the best one after comparing it and reading what people thought about it here.

I really don't know much about it, thanks for the tips.

you almost made me rage, then i realized you were a troll
however, eating right and getting good sleep IS key
tricky troll is tricky

-OP: your routine looks good, except i would put cardio on your non weightlifting days, so you can concentrate on them both properly

Hey OP; look at Muscle and Fitness's 30 day rockhard challenge. They're on month 2 now, but i'm sure you can find last months issue. They have a full eating/fitness plan for 3 months. If you have discipline, it will probably do you some good.
