/fit/ I need some advice,I have been bulimic for a year. I am 19, a male, I am 6'1 and I stopped purging exactly two weeks ago.I currently weigh 58kg.What concerns me is my strong desire now to exercise. I bought a bike, which i ride morning and night. I do push ups, the exercise ball, also everyday.I eat fruit and vegetables basically. I have completely cut out junk food which is ALL I ate whilst bulimic in HEAVY quantities. I only drink water now.So my questions are:Is it a concern that I have become this way, am I heading to anorexia/over exercising? And should I tell my psychologist?Even though I exercise, I'm still rather weak. So what healthy foods can I eat that will gradually put weight onto me?Comment too long. Find your BMR, then eat about 500 over that every day to gain approx 1lb a week. Granted it will pretty much be fat, but its better than being an auschwitz extra. From there you can then start cutting/bulking depending on what you want to do.

I was like you 7 months ago.Just eat A LOT, buy something to increase your appetite, a syrup and/or Vitamin B coplex. It's pretty cheap but it helps a lot.Drink a half-a-glass or glass of milk before sleep.Don't do to much exercise over the day since your body is weak. You shouldn't do anything hard after your workout.I hope and I know this will help you.

Plus the extra calories for the work out never forget that. Or else your body will just eat its self. Try muscle milk, most people know it as weight gain powder. It works so fucking good right after a work out. If you gain weight, dont worry, the milk knows what to do. 3 months time and shit son you will be buff
