hi /fit/yesterday when I was squattan I noticed my right quad was hurting and like an idiot I just HNNNGD through it and did like 20 more repssince today was my rest day I just went out for a light jog and my right quad was hurting when i ranthough it's nothing like when I pulled my groin muscle, no pain when walking, sitting, doing normal activitieswat should I do
