/fit/ I was sleeping over at a friend's house last night and after working out before I had become very hungry and began to search his kitchen for the foods. After realizing that he did not have much in terms of protein, I was reduced to eating an entire can of vegetarian chili.It's the next night /fit/ and this fucking chili has seriously been giving me so much gas/stomach aches that I can't even sleep and I have to go to bed to get up early tommorow.I believe the entire thing contained almost if not meeting the reccomended daily intake of fiber, but all I am begging for is to stop feeling so bloated and have so much gas.I am seriously farting every 10 seconds.What can I do to reduce the gas and fall straight into my bed and sleep?(Pic Related)

An entire days? You mean like the FDA's 25g of fiber? Haha... I eat at least 50g a day.
