Okay mis/fit/s, if you're working out, have you ever tried any of that supplement shit (Nitrix, Gakic, etc.) that makes your body and muscles unleash the fucking fury?
What's it like? I might get some tomorrow once I get my paycheck.

Supplements are for the weak, real men eat glass.

Nitrix is just overpriced L-Arginine, which can be purchased for about 10 bucks for a 120 tablet bottle. And it's pretty much only good for a pre-workout pump, but wont directly put on mass. Trussmass. Gagix is overpriced BS glycine-arigine aminos that help with muscle fatigue but not much else.

I sometimes do muscle milk light, but only as a meal replacement if im on the go or have no time for breakfast. Other than that I do protein shakes, a multi, EFAs, CLA, and some anti oxidents. Soemtimes a super green foods powder, and if I'm cutting I do a EC stack

And wash it down with a cyanide shake!

Nitrix is pretty good, it boosts your blood flow basically, and you'll feel a better pump, the effects are not permanent, but its a nice boost to your workout program.

also, No-explode is great. if you take it about 30 min prior to your workout you will notice a boost in energy, but don't take it too often, only use it pre workout, because you WILL build an immunity to it over time.

the other two in the pic I haven't tried, I would try another source of Creatine-ester than using Cellmass.

just try No-explode and Nitrix, youll be happy. I would recommend only using them for about 2-3 months just to get a boost in your workout routine.

as far as creatine goes I was happy with the results when i tried ALRI N'Gorge, along with no-explode and nitrix. I did that set of 3 supplements last year and got a boost in my workout, Im thinking of trying it again in the fall since I feel Im starting to get stuck in my weight increases.

Sounds good. I'll check 'em out tomorrow.

Oh, and I'll ask around for L-Arginine as well.
