Hey guys,This pic is about 5-6 (maybe more?) months old but i was just wondering if you could give me some contructive criticism. From the side my chest looks ok but from the front it looks odd and i can't put my finger on why.Also shoulders? I'll take an up to date proper shot now.
There's two things wrong with you:1. The stuff you drink is abysmal.2. You are too concerned with yourself, you are fine, do something constructive and spend less time in front of the mirror.

it's just the way your muscles are developing.keep up the correct training and diet and eventually your chest will build up more towards the middle and top.Used to be the same (years ago) just train!
