sup /fit/, just coming down from a pretty bad cold and I think I can workout today. my nose is pretty much totally cleared up and I feel alot better only thing is my voice sounds awful even though my throat feels fine

anyway, should I take a multivitamin or something before I lift?

I don't want to risk getting worse again and prolonging the cold
