even if its only like 50 reps (10 then wait a min etc)is that all the lifting i have to do?doesnt seem like much.and yes the weight is heavy
the weight can not be heavy if youare doing 50 reps. die. fool.
if you are doing 10 reps / set you should do them 3x instead of 5xand make sure you achieve breakdown by the 10th rep
