Too much sleep? Anonymous
I need your help /fit/. j

I get up for work at 6 to be there at 7. I usually go to bed between 10:30 and 11:00, so I get 7-7.5 hrs of sleep. When I wake up I am usually very tired, and I am groggy most of the morning.

Well last night I went to bed at about 12:30. I woke up and I wasnt tired and actually felt like I had some energy.

Is it possible that I was getting too much sleep or was this just some strange occurance that isnt likely to happen again?

Check your daily habits as well as sleep schedule.

Do you drink a lot of coffee/energy drinks? That can be a big factor in how well you sleep plus how you feel throughout the day.

There are days you can get more restful sleep than others, but if you slept less and feel energized, it'll come back to haunt you soon.

Try 12:30 sleep again. If you wake up energized, success!
