A year ago I was about 5'10, 185, pushing that a little bit. Now a year later, I'm about 5'12, and 150 (last time I weighed myself it was 147), but I'm starting to gain weight again. Unforunately, I work in a kitchen, which makes me see food all the time, and I eat all the time there (not an excessive amount but regardless), I still think I look pretty fat, maybe it's just my face or something, but either way I have a girlish thing about the way I look.Now the thing is, I actually notice I'm starting to get bigger in the stomach, and I really don't like that, I want to get back to how I was, except I just don't have the time to run like I did every so often. Is there anyway I could just keep the weight down by limiting what I eat and walking a bit every night? Any tips?
