hello /fit/, just a person from /a/ here,
I have a question to ask of you-can you help me out?
I'm currently weighing around around 100kg, 178cm tall, and currently a freshman in college. I work out ever other day for about 45 minutes(running, using those bloody weight machines, and riding my bicycle around the town) - long statement short, is there anyway I can tone my body down to a lower body weight - like, let's say, 81 kgs? I used to weigh 73 kg as a freshman in high school, but I found out about the internet and gained some unneeded weight?
Every time I work out I seem to just gain weight...

Eat under 1500 calories a day. Skip breakfast, you gain weight the most from what you eat in the morning. Eat a couple meals a day(lunch and dinner) NO FATS if possible. Continue using those bloody weight machines.

i am similar to you. 185cm 82kg, i was 100kg. Its all about sticking to it. Anyone can be a nutcase at excersising for a week then go get some pounders. You need to commit to being healther and you will see results, not straight away, maybe not for a month, but you need to makle the goal to be fit, not looking TONE TONE TONE TONE TONE TONE TONE TONE TONE TONE or doing SKWATZ SQUATZ

WRONG, never skip breakfast it will send your body into a starvation mode, you need breakfast to kickstart your metabolism.

If you want to lose weight stop lifting weights and just do cardio. control your calories so that you use more than you eat. eat regularly to keep your metabolism going but don't eat massive meals. small meals say every 4 hours should do you
