ITT Oatmeal. Everything about oatmeal, especially what you add to it.I add bananas, salt, cinnamon, and peanut butter. I was wondering if it would be healthier for me to exchange the peanut butter for brown sugar? Just wondering, I'm not really a health nut, but I don't want to get fat :\
I like it plain, mixed with total cereal, dried berries, and cinnamon.

1 cup oatmeal + 1 banana = delicious
I add a scoop of muscle milk
I put the dry oatmeal in a coffee bean grinder, grind it up, and then mix it with whey, and add water.Protein + Carbs + No Fat = God.
Oatmeal ALONE tastes like a dirty dish cloth. I usually need a teaspoon of maple syrup to it.
2 tbsp flax seed + 1 scoop chocolate why protein, sometimes I'll add ovaltine
I put cinnamon in it.
Honey,Though I want to start adding some banana and cinnamon to it as well.Some good suggestions here.
brown sugar, honey, raisins, strawberries, etc pretty much any fruit dry or fresh that i have around always mix and match to keep me guessing
crumble up granola bars and mix it in. gives it some crunchy
