Heres a question, or two. I got one of those home gyms and ive been working out for a week now, and while looking through the manual it says that to lose weight i should work out for 20 minutes straight of like 20 or 40 lbs. but i prefer doing 30 minutes of 140 with 3 minutes between each set. Is using alot of weight with less time burning fat or just building muscle? Also how long should i expect results with current work out schedule which is weight lifting 3 days a week mentioned above and cardio 2 days, running for 10 minutes and then walking for 3 hours *at my job*.pic unrelated
