Hey /fit/.

For the past couple weeks, I've been doing a full body workout/interval training routine. My diet is like 90% clean.

I've been losing about 2-3 lbs a week and all of my have gone up...is that 2-3lbs a week ok? Or should I cut even more calories and just fucking HIIT it out all the time?

And yes, squatz and oatz are part of day/week.

Eating too little of a calorie deficit will eat your muscle away, go 400-500 under + your activity. Don't be a fucking retard.

2-3lbs seems like a normal healthy weightloss. If you got your diet up to 100%, you might get another lb or so a week.

What's your goal?

Hey prick fuck, I know that eating too little eats muscle...that's why I'm creating a calorie deficit that leads to about 2-3lbs per week, which from what I read, is healthy and acceptable.
I just wanted to see if I was correct in shooting for that number.

around 40lbs...maybe more, just depends how I look when I reach that 40lb mark.

how much "shit" do you eat and how often

It's not that I eat anything bad....no burgers or fries or anything. I make dinner for my wife/kid pretty much every night, so there's been a night or two when I'll have a dinner roll with dinner or like pasta (not a ton though) with dinner.
It's just that most days, dinner ends up being my biggest meal. Even though it's always a grilled meat/vegetable/side, it's more calories than any other meal.

The whole 90% of the time only really works if you don't think about the 10%. The 10% is just damage control- oh crap there's a party this weekend, or shit, have to take a client to lunch.

So don't think about you being 90%, just do everything you can, then don't worry when 1 or 2 things out of 10 don't work.

When you change the 10% from planned to incidental, your entire life changes, believe me.
