/fit/, upon recent weight loss, (from about 23% BF to about 8%,) I have noticed that I have bow legs. Is there some type of do-it-yourself remedy to them? It's not like they affect me physically, I mean, I can run fine and everything, I just sometimes feel I look awkward when I wear slimmer pants (skinny jeans, running spandex, etc.) No one's ever like, pointed them out, but I've personally noticed them and i'm really self-conscious about them haha. Suggestions anyone? Pic tooootally related. My legs are quite similar... I think.
