Dear /fit/,
The time is now just on seven, and I am showered, dressed and ready to head out the door. The only problem is that I'm still sweating. Cardiovascularly speaking, everything was pretty much on par with what I usually encounter, but my legs -- especially my thighs -- weren't sufficiently rested. You know that feeling you get when it feels as though your thigh muscles are going to leap off the bone? Yeah, that's me. I shall go easy on the poor things for the next day or so, even though I'm sure a good round of SQUATZ would fix them right up.
