hey /fit/i just started working out after 4 years of being a lazy fatass and now ive been sore as hell for 2 days. do you guys have any tips onrecovering quicker?an anon had posted something about drinking cherry juice but i wasnt able to read the whole post.

if your gym has a cold plunge get in that for at least 2 minutes after you work out. It sucks ass cause its so cold, but you won't be sore the next day. Not sure of the mechanism behind it, but I know for a fact it works.
1. run a hot bath2. pour in 2 cups of epsom salts3.soak in it for abuot 15 minutes.4. ?????5.Profit
