Tips, eh? Sure. Why not....
1. Not drinking water? The DRINK SOME FRIGGIN WATER LADY. Water is important to the body. Does all sorts of awesome shit to ya like help ya lose weight, help with regularity, better skin, etc, etc...
2. Try a fitness video. Get 2 - 5lb weights & go pick up a full fitness workout video. If you're pressed for time, try Tony Horton's (of P90X fame) Ten Minute Trainer package. Pro: it's reeeally comprehensive & even has help tracks to teach you how to do the exercises right so you don't bust up yo shit. Con: expensive as furk. and the final tip (for now)...
3. Eat food..... REAL FOOD. If you're lookin in your fridge, and the ingredients to everything reads like the periodic table of elements, you're doin it wrong. I'm sure there's food you like. I'm sure there are ways to cook it fast. Start on the web. Pick a couple foods tha go together that you like and add the word recipe on the end and Google dat. I'm sure you'll find a plethora of good meals & what not that you can cook quickly. Add the word quick for recipes that can be prepared quickly (durrr).
