I usually boil my veggies and shit, but i'm worried that i'm losing too much nutrients by boiling the shit out of it. Any advice?

When you're done boiling the veggies, save the water and use it as a broth base for when you make some kind of soup or chili. Vitamins and minerals, saved.

I've never understood why people boil their vegetables. They taste like.... nothing.
Well it saves more time than frying or roasting your veggies, save oil too.
