I eat a lot of whole grain (zee Germans again *sigh*) and try to drink 2 litre water and I take a shit twice a day, its healthy to flush those toxins out, if you only take a shit 2 times a week you will get hemorhoids and colon cancer.

Once every 6 days? That's not horrible unless it's going on consistently. It's happened to me, and the worst of it was that I weighed about 7 pounds heavier. It passed eventually, and I'm absolutely fine now.

Pick up some fibrous cereal if you need to.

Later in life she got colon AND rectal cancer, and though they caught it both times, she now has zero colon.

I suggest seeing your doctor. If he says its normal, then just make sure you always always always get colonoscopies when you're older.

Another Anon with similar problem. It's once every 4-5 days, and never horribly large or painful at all (Not clogging toilet, dear god,) I eat a good amount of fiber, drink nothing but water, etc. I don;t eat very much, though.

This a problem? I'm otherwise pretty damn healthy. And it's not like I hold stuff in, I go when I need to.

have some orbit chewing gum (or another with artificial sweeteners) they are like laxatives, this should help but dont overdo it (more than a pack a day) because it will shit your food right trough you

Take a brisk walk every day or so too, exercise helps with bowl movements. I eat quite a lot of fibre from cereals and when I was walking 30 mins to get to lectures every day I was shitting about 3 times a day. Had to get over shitting on a public toilet cos of it.

If you shit less than every second day you should change your diet and if that not helps see a doctor.
Perhaps you think that this is not a big deal, but it will be, in 10 years you will have terrible paining hemorhoids and in 30 year colon cancer. Look at your cat or dog and how often they take a shit, this is the natural way not the modern decadent toxic lifestyle.
