Lol I like how everyone hates on Crossfit at T-nation, but these Tabata workouts are their idea. The original research was focused on cardiovascular exercise, but they combined it with resistance exercise. And Dan John used to be a part of Crossfit too, until they disowned him for misrepresenting his accomplishments.
