Hey /fit/

I want to start running
Hopefully up to a marathon level.

Can someone help me out with a running plan that actually works (meaning one that you use)

Also, is there any possible way I could be ready in time for the new york city marathon? 122 days
or should I wait until next year?

It's in 122 days?

I don't think you'll be able to finish it.

Huuuuurrr.

Running a few miles a day would probably get you started.

Run, run, then run some more.

Then run faster, or run longer, or both. It is like the easiest thing to get good at.

Hey I've been wondering the same thing, but would you say

Treadmill or Running outside?

Outside, definitely.

122 days? Um if you've never ran before, you might be screwed.

For a week or two before the marathon, people will train by running for hours each day. Lets say, 16 miles in one day, and it's not even the marathon. You have to get to that point in 122 days.

OP here

Alright so we established I can't get to marathon status.

Can someone help me out with a running plan?
