Alright, I'm going to do it /fit/.

I'm going to completely change my diet.
Going to the grocery store now, any input on what I should get would be nice.

Here's my list so far:
Chicken
Tuna
Turkey
Tortillas for wraps
lettuce
carrots
strawberries, bananas, apples, peaches, grapes
prolly some other random snacky things when i'm looking around

Take it easy soldier, don't go killing yourself.

Unless you have the willpower of a monk in the Playboy mansion, you won't be able to handle that sort of transition. Take it slow at first and let your body gradually adapt to your eating habits.

Cut out soda and junk food. Replace with water.

This will save you a ton of caloric intake.

I've already started pretty much.
Stopped soda completely, only drinking tea and water and milk.
Cut out chips and shit, and i've been eating small sammiches with salads lately with little dressing.
I'm doing fine :P I just need more than just effing salad and sandwiches to eat.

get some lentils, some beans.. you're going to need protein, you can't eat chicken and tuna and turkey with EVERY meal

oh and get some ground buffalo meat for if you're ever craving red meat.. it's got high protein and low fat. actually ground turkey is even better but eh you know whatever.

some good stuff is hummus, rice cakes, oatmeal, tomato etc

I you want a change of pace you could also go some salmon (fresh or canned). Also, you should probably pick up some dry rosted almonds or peanuts as a snack. Lots or protein and good fats and very filling.
