We get people like these all the time, they just want us to give them an easy solution, and the fact is that the easiest solution is the one we're giving: Eat less sugary foods, stop having comfort food in general, exercise on a regular basis, and don't stop.
Losing weight is, by definition, operating at a caloric deficit. It's never going to be comfortable or easy or quick. Everything that you have been doing to get you to 250+ pounds has been wrong, so why would you think that everything you would have to do to get BACK from there would be just as easy?
