making an awesome burger - quarter pound of aberdeen angus beef, 6 rashers of smoked streaky bacon, 2 slices of bavarian smoked cheese, and a few slices of flash-fried apple (whole new dimension of taste, i strongly recommend it - especially if fried in the bacon fat) - and then going to the gym less than an hour later for my first heavy workout in a week.
very close to vomiting.
