2. If you keep that diet up for 3 days, you won't have trouble keeping it up another 3 months. Because that's how long it'll take.
3. After the 3 days, start jogging, cycling, skipping or anything like that. Do it at least for 20 minutes. For starters, around 25 minutes are good. Increase every week or as you see fit. 60 minutes are excellent for daily routines.
4. If you want, start doing crunches, situps etc. after about 2 weeks. That really depends on whether your body loses fat and you're satisfied, or you want to see some abs at the same time.
