Hey /fit/

I havent really posted here before, so excuse me if I seem stupid. I am starting to get stronger and build muscles, particularly working on the upper body. One question which I have is: What is the difference between stacked and cut abs? Im not really sure. Thanks in advance

Cut = low BF%

Stacked = ab muscles EARNED

Yep. all those skiny guys "hey look at my Abs!! I has muscles lol !" No, you're just skinny as fuck.
Mines are barely visible for now, being covered by 1cm of fat, when I'm doing 200 situps a day (not so much, sure, stil... better than 0.)

Stop doing this right now.
Start doing low reps (8-12) with weights. Hands on the top of your back if you want something more difficult. As long you're using enough weight that 8-12 reps is about all you can do at one time, I guarantee that you'll see results much more quickly than you would with super-high unweighted reps.

i concur with adding weight

i used to do max reps = good strength, but no bulk
just hold a 45 to your chest and do a few sets

A 45 what? kg?

45 caliber. You'll be much more inclined to work to your limits if someone's holding a gun to your chest.
