I've cut down on sugar and caffeine, I only drink water now.
I try to have less sodium and trans fat.
I brush and floss once a day now.
I take a multivitamin /w mineral every day.

Drink water and sometimes tea.
No junk/refined/processed foods.
Work out 5~6 days a week.
Eat less more often.
Trying to fix my sleep schedule.
