First sorry if this post is messed up, it's my first time posting, really anything, on the forums.I'm your standard skinny 5'10'' , 155lbs guy who mainly runs and isn't really interested in building loads of muscles. I really just want to get toned and stay that way. But i digress, I'm sure you see the preceeding paragraph all the time.What i'm really interested in is what quick/healthy meals you guys eat. Especially for breakfast, as i usually hit the gym round 8am. I'm really fond of low-fat yogurt and kashi cereal mixed in. I fancy myself a fledgling cook so really, anything at all would be great.
