This is what I do but I do it twice. Heres my "chart"
2:30 Warm up Jog 1:30 Walk/Rest 30s Jog 30s Sprint 30s Jog 30s Sprint 30s Jog 30s Sprint 30s Jog 30s Sprint 30s Jog 30s Sprint 4:00 or 5:00 Walk/Rest Repeat
I think its working, I lost some weight, I just need to keep doing it. In reality I guess this is a 10 minute HIIT session because I only do the actual HIIT part for 10 minutes.
