hi /fit/ i need your advice

i'd like to tighten up my chest, but i have zero idea how to do that. i don't do any exercise as it is now, but if i could figure out how to tighten up i'd start in a heartbeat

i'll post a couple more pics and i'd like to know what i can do to at least make it look better, i'm not looking for HUEG muscles, just something maybe a little bit more toned/flatter

Take body fat test with digitcal calipers, chances are you need to lose a layer of fat at the same time.

Since you dont do any exercise, start with cardio then build up to HIIT.

Pushups, situps/crunches, bench pressing, etc..

Lurk moar, it comes up every day.
