Hey /fit/, I need your help.

I'm 5'10 and 115 pounds, when I'm standing up I'm skinny, but when I sit down my stomach expands out into a lot of flab. Any advice as to how I might fix this? Just keep exercising and doing squats and it'll all be fine?

It's been going on for about a year or two now, hasn't gotten better or worse -- I've been this skinny for my entire life. I exercise for about an hour each day six days a week, both cardio and strength training, and usually eat a lot of bread, dairy products, pasta, and meat. As for the first question, I'm a transwoman.
