I have a question...
Im 145 (5'4)
I would like to loose fat,Im skinny but i have a keg/alot of flab probably because i dont eat anything that isnt junk food (thats gonna change today though)

ok so im going to eat 1700 calories a day and do 30 mins of cardio a day (I expect to loose about 1 lb a week)


now this is the problem...
Im worried my body will shut down due to not getting enough calories/burning up stored calories and thus I would not grow (5'4 i need all help I can get)
is undereating 300 cals a day and 30 min workout gonna stop me from growing (not that i do much growing anyways)

Eat more... but eat healthy. Then do your 30 mins of cardio and lift some weights.

You'll lose the skinny fat look without losing too much actual weight... and your body will have enough nutrients to grow with.
