Hey /fit/
I need some advice.
Starting monday, I am going to start roller blading 8 miles to class, and I'm not using a bike, because bikes are often stolen at my college.
I have a muscular build, but my legs are not proportional to my torso, and I have no access to a squat rack at the moment, too poor to join a gym, work out at home.
Question is: How beneficial can roller blading be, when juxtaposed to running or riding a bike? And will roller blading help make my legs a bit more muscular?

You can get a decent collapsable bike for just under 200 bucks new

It's a decent workout, if you've never done it you'll need to learn proper technique before you'll see significant gains, otherwise you'll break your collar bone/wrist/face going at high speeds.

I even do HIIT on mine. I have the shoe variant though, not the boot. Boots are too clunky, I like to change them for sneakers before class and tie them up to my backpack.

Also bigger wheels is for cruising, the smaller ones are for ramps and tight corners and shit.
