yeah i've been taking protein for about 6 months now and i've gained a good amount of muscle and tone, but i can't gain weight. i'm at 170 and im trying to get to 200. i eat 3.5k cals per day, 4 proshakes per day, tuna, 3 eggs for breakfast, nothing seems to help so i thought i'd look into creatine.

shakes/weight gainers wont do much if you don't eat properly. I also don't believe you take 3.5k calories at 170lbs EVERYDAY, maybe once in a blue moon but not everyday.

I'd suggest doing 5 sets and keep it under 8 reps. that means you would have to lift more weight to reach fatigue. So make sure your form is correct and you do them slow and steady.

You don't need that many exercises for every muscle group

Lets say you have Day 1 (chest, triceps shoulders)

do this
Barbell Benchpress 6x8 or (3x8 with dumbell press 3x8)

Tricep pulldowns/skull crushers 5x8 maybe some dips

Shoulder presses 5x8
Arnold presses 5x8
those front raises to hit the back of delts

After that rest for a day or two then start back/legs and core
squats, t-rows, barbell rows, pullups or whatever

then after a day or two abs, biceps, traps, calves other small shit

thats your fullbody workout and you're gonna gain weight

you'd need like 7-8k calories a day doing shit like that, and alot of "assistance"
