3x 10 cables (dont know the name but it works pectorals)

3x 12 arm extension machine

3x 12 pull ups (narrow hands)

Standards are relative. If you're fat or skinny and just want to get in shape then a body like that is adequate. If you're normal weight with normal body fat and you want to improve yourself, become stronger and have a musclar body, then you want more.
