I'll be as downright honest as I can be.

Breakfast every single morning is either:

A. Honey Nut Cheerios with Skim Milk and an Apple. This keeps me full for about 3-4 hours.

B. Banana Flavored Oatmeal + Splenda + Cinnimon + Water + (Cottage Cheese Mixed in SOMETIMES) and a Banana. This also keeps me full for about 3-4 hours.

Lunch for 5/7 days a week is ALWAYS:

Grilled Chicken Sandwhich with Lettuce, Tomatos, Onions, No Cheese, light honey mustard, and a Diet Ice Tea. Sometimes I have an Apple or Banana with this if I'm really hungry.

Dinner is usually completely random. Sometimes I have a well cooked meal with london broil + asparagus, or a Grilled Chicken Salad, but then sometimes I might just have a bowl of Cheerios or something really easy to prepare.

November 2007: Ran 2 miles Every day of the week while largely maintaining the diet mentioned above with some cheat days.

Mid-January 2008: After losing 25 lbs from running and dieting I started to go to the gym to get some muscle underneath. I would go 4-5 days a week for 1 hour and 30 minutes (Too much in my opinion.. I was determined.) I would do the stair-stepper for 30 minutes then various arm/chest training exercises with dumbbells and the 45lb bench bar, then ending the session with 1 mile of running on the treadmill. This continued like this until...

March 1st - Present day:

Gym 2-4 times a week. Diet is still the same, I started doing SQUATZ thanks to you guys, added some barbell curls (yes, for the gurlz) to the workout. I really don't have a specific perfect plan for my workout now-a-days, I just do whatever I feel like doing, sometimes I do machines I've never used before and then never use them again (Probably stupid but... I've still made progress obviously.)

June 2008*:

I'm going to start bulking. I've been drinking muscle milk this entire time however but I might buy 100% Whey Protein and try to incorporate it in every meal I eat, along with cottage cheese, peanut butter, ect.

November 2007 (start): 5'10 192 lbs
December 2007: 5'10 183 lbs
Mid-January 2008: 5'10 171lbs
February 2008: 5'11 168 lbs
March 2008: 5'11 162 lbs
April 2008: 5'11 158 lbs
May 2008 (present): 5'11 156lbs (Floats between 156lbs and 160lbs)

I have no idea what my body fat % was.

The amount of splenda/aspertame that is used in Diet Ice Tea and other products is only a scratch mark on the grand scheme of things. I mean, going to the gym 4 times a weak counterbalances something this miniscule, there is no need to worry about it imo.
