Just got a 25 lb kettlebell (used two 20 lb dumbbells before) I did about an hour of some SQUATZ, swings, and lifts. When I woke up this morning, my whole body felt sore and was barely able to move or do any other exercises.
It was a great workout, recommended people with money to go buy one

Now get a fucking huge tire. Close to you in height almost. Now hit the tire with the sledgehammer. Do it properly. Put it behind your back and lifting it over your head hit the tire.

Also: if you hold the hammer the same and swing from the same side every time you'll start looking weird as soon as the muscles are there.

A small tire(regular car tire.) won't be able to absorb as much impact as a bigger one could. At the gym I train we have what seem to be a monster truck tire. It's fucking bigger than me. ( I'm 5.4)

Most bodybuilders don't really give a shit how strong they are, all they care about is gaining muscle mass. The methods they use in lifting is towards building muscle mass and not strength, whereas a power lifter is totally the opposite.
