I am maxing out on bench in school weights tomorrow(18, senior), would it be a good idea to do some bench press today or will it hurt my max tomorrow afternoon? thanks in advance.

Don't do anything today. It takes days or even weeks of inactivity to actually lose muscle mass, and you need your muscles ready to go tomorrow.

Before winter break it was 185lbs, then it dropped to 155. Thankfully I can do 3x3sets/reps 155 really easy now, so I want to try to get my old max.
