Optimum Nutrition's pure creatine or BSN's NO-Xplode for a N.O. Creatine mix are the most popular choices.

I know the supposedly benifit of creatine. However i also know it causes severe water retention(some worse than others).

Some people believe it works, others dont.

Tried creatine once, it shrunk my penis for a week.

I used correct dosage.

Stay away from it.

Creatine is THE most studied sport supplement ever. It works.

all of that water retention, bloating and cramp stuff was from early batches of creatine in the early 90s etc.

the micronized monohydrate today doesn't do any of that.

plain and simple, creatine is perfectly safe.

dont fucking "load" it
dont eat tons of it
take 3-5g per day, or only on training days
you can do this for years
doesn't have to be cycled.
all that celltek noxplode crap is a waste of money
CREATINE.
MONOHYDRATE.
just the fucking white powder. take a small spoonful, wash it down with water. this is the best way to take it.

Except that cycling is a proven method of getting solid gains, much more solid than just supplementing with a small amount.

Additionally a lot of the creatine shakes are mixtures of creatine and sugar, which, if you don't care about the extra sugar, is highly beneficial due to the fact that the sugar literally delivers the creatine straight to your muscles. (Useful in postworkout only)

Don't listen to this faggot though, get a good cycle.

wow you read the back of a muscletech product.

theres a difference between reading something and actually practicing it.

the speed at which you absorb creatine doesn't really matter

Creatine sucks. Go build some real muscles.

It won't iomprove anything, maybe you can bench 20 pounds more, but is that good when you don't look like youre benching more?

Furthermore creatine will make you gain weight because you body will hold onto the water, but when you stop taking creatine youll just piss of the water, and your improvements in strength will be gone too.

So, creatine sucks balls. Food and hard work is the way.
There are no shortcuts in this game.
