sup /fit/

i started running 3 weeks ago for 45min a day and eating healthy food (veggies, fruits, tuna, chicken) and since then i've lost 10 lbs and my pants are starting to get saggy around the waist line. thanks guys!

however, this week i haven't lost any weight and been stuck at 205lbs, almost like i plateau'ed or something, is this normal? how do you over come it.

throw your fucking weight out, it's the worst fucking scale to measure if you lost any fat EVAAAAAR

mirror and centimeters is the only way

Eat one bad day and more calories than normal (DELICIOUS AMERICAN CHINESE) and then repeat what you were previously doing - it will confuse your metabolism and hopefully break the plateau

maybe you put on more muscle, it's denser than fat, so it's "heavier" than fat

hmm yeah that would make sense with my pants nearly dropping off my hips and staying the same weight

I'll agree with>>342433
but the think about muscle mass from just running in only 3 weeks will be extremely minimal, so don't try and fool yourself, faggot
