yo /fit/, I've been doing HIIT two or three times a week and from what I've read you're supposed to do 30 second intervals, but you see, the treadmill I'm doing it on is inclined, so if i tried to do it for 30 second intervals it would kill me, so i only do 15 second intervals. amidoinitrite?

1 minute intervals??what i do is sprint for 15 seconds then jog for 15 seconds then repeat for 1minute 30 seconds, thats what i meant if you didnt understand
and the treadmill is inclined which makes it harder
