My usual fitness forum has failed me. So I'm going to try you guys since you seem to reply quickly:

I'm not sore from my upper body workout yesterday, even after pushing my 10-rep max up in every exercise. The problem is, I'm not sore. Would I be taking steps backwards if I worked my upper body again today?

Diet, protein, and water intake are good. I'm taking in enough calories, blah blah blah...
