What will this do for me? Anonymous
My plan:
Day 1) 150 pushups
Day 2) 150 situps
Day 3) Repeat.
Following week: Add 10

Pic unrelated.

Just starting? I don't think you'll realistically be able to do that many of each first try.

Also, shit sucks.

This will make you really good at pushups and situps. You may burn a litle fat as well, and that's about it

I can do that many, if I do them in sets of 25 or 30.

What else could I be doing without any equipment? I'm an absolute poorfag and not in the market for weights or gym membership.

Eat right. Go find a pull-up bar, walking around your local area you're likely to find a makeshift one.

Add jumping squatz and pistol squatz.
Add lunge walking.
Do incline pushups > work up to planche push ups.
Add pull ups / Chin ups work up to L-pull ups / L-chin ups.
Change sit ups to V-ups and hanging leg raises.
Add hand stand > work up to hand stand push ups.

Do yoga on off days and start running at a fast pace.

Anyway, exercises like these will give you functional strength and endurance mostly, it will also strengthen your arms and joints and give you better balance and more energy for the day. If you practice a martial art, it will make you better at it.

Don't expect to get even near to a body builders mass of muscles. Don't expect to squat 500 lbs either.

Don't listen to the faggots who say that the only posible way to train is in a gym or with weights, yes, that is an easier option, but by no means is it the only one. Especially if you don't plan to become a body builder.

Gallon jugs of water make good starter weights.

Adding to>>350554;

Tricep dips and back extensions can both be done off of a couch
Find a low chair or bench, sit down, stand up using only one leg, sit back down using the same leg, repeat
