Monday- Chest, bicep Deltoid day
Tuesday - Tricep , traps and lats
wed- Rest
Thursday - Leg day, Squats, deadlifts and a legpress idea i got off animalpak.
Friday - Chest deltoids biceps and abs
Sat -rest
Sunday - Forearms Quads - deadlifts and lowerback

I eat as much as i can tbh everything and anything. No crisps or biscuits tho < no shit like that, at the end of the week i treat myself to an Ulster fry up to fuck about with my motabolism seeing as it is very fast.
