If you're looking to get laid by getting buff.

The amount of $$ you spend on 4000 calories a day will buy you a very hot hooker once or twice a month. Since you're basically effectively doubling what you spend on food.

And if you're looking to pick up chicks by getting bigger, you probably have shit game anyways, and will get 1-2 girls a month when you get in shape.

Oats and eggwhites are your cheapest option if weight gainers are out of your reach.
