Hey /fit/Is it OK to work 2-3 hours in the morning then 2-3 hours in the evening? Is it OK to do MMA classes right after doing weightlifting? Thanks.
I'm just worried about overtraining.
if you are too worn out to do your main activity (MMA?) then you are overtraining. otherwise, you will be fine. just ramp up slowly and listen to your body.
