>>240028 Yes indeedy. Do some core exercises as well as push ups. Chances are the abdominal cramps are a result of a disproportionality. You'll wanna add in crunches, reverse crunches, and planks as well as any other core exercises you can think of (I don't know any lower back exercises offhand, only thing I can think of is good mornings without a weight).
I'd be surprised if a stronger core didn't solve your problems.
