I started out a bit too hard, and now the tendons in my right elbow hurt (tendonitis?). It's not particularly painful, but my right arm is significantly weaker than the left (capable about 25-30% fewer reps in just about anything), and hurts when I lift things.

How do I fixed this? I've tried not lifting weights for a bit over a week, but it's not really helping.

have you tried those joint helpers that relieve pain/make them stronger?

Pic related but it's expensive. I saw it on walgreens for like 80 USD but theres probably cheaper ones that do comparable help

I also don't know how much a fix this is for long term

You most likely strained your muscles and joints from overlifting. Give it a few more days, then hit the weights again.

see a chiropractor, or a physiotherapist if you have to. fuck the doctor, they won't fix you the right way. muscular / tissue manipulations are not consensus medicine to them. they'll prescribe drugs that affect the whole body...
