Eggs ((whites), Whey protein powder, I add Dextrose in my shake for quick carbs.

Throw in some casein (cottage cheese or milk) if you're not having dinner in sooner than 2 or so hours. Whey protein peaks within an hour and eggs within two. Casein tends to peak quite a bit after both and is good for the two to seven hour time frame.
