hi /fit/

currently i dont really have any muscles in any areas of my upper body - my legs are well toned from cycling etc. i wondered if anyone had any excercises that i could do daily without any equipment to tone my chest stomach and arms? at the moment i do 50 sit ups a day, but i dont know anything decent to burn calories and become not muscular but without the excess weight.... please help! :)

pushup and pullups and awesomeness from there on (e.g. handstand pushups and front levers if you get to a high level)

i recommend you consider a weight-lifting set. something with spin locks and plates, all in a single package.
