i will absolutely tip my hat to him that he preaches common sense (basic lifts, no extra shit) very well, just a step up from the medhi, who has NO FORMAL BACKGROUND AT ALL. so its no 'biggie'. sure maybe that how Rip markets, but his stuff is fucking remedial, and jim wendler did not truly mean what he said on the recommendation....
but Rip would get eaten alive by any body well versed in proper Eastern Bloc methods, science, poliquin, etc
dont be fooled by his 'biomechanics' drawings, he singularly stands alone in his view of the squat vs. 100% of the OL community. and considering he works with HS kids, vs. 100% of the OL community and college, professional, olympic, etc...
