I hit the gym 3-5 days a week 1hr and 30 each day working a different body parts of course, and on a high protein low sugar low fat diet. I eat 6-7 times a day too.

NORMAL PULLUPS. WIDE GRIP PULLUPS. BENT-OVER ROWS. SOME MORE PULLUPS. ENJOY YOUR RIPPED LATS.

If you can do pull ups, do them. Do them with weight. Do them to failure. Pyramid them. Whatever, just do them.

Rows are also kingly. Bent rows, DB rows and T bar rows work well.

100 pounds of muscle will take YEARS. Don't give up, don't get too fat.

first off you wont gain 100 pounds of muscle anytime soon - hope you realise that (unless you plan on steroid use)

second without eating fat and carbs you wont gain muscle

and third for lats best exercise is chin up and pull ups - chin ups are far superiour

one more thing

if your doing pull ups be sure to let your hands act like hooks so your thumb is along with rest of the fingers not a normal grip

Chinups, pullups, weighted on the lot.

Here's a good article about lat\chinup (back width) specialization:

sif, lack of forearm stimulation. :p

some people have issues feeling the back so using hands as hooks helps alot

if you want to stimulate your forearms do deadlifts

try doing 3 sets of 8 reps of pullups for strength then go light with high reps for pull downs seated
then heavy pull downs standing
