Before a workout should I eat after, before, or it doestnt matter.

overall, eat shitload of protein (1,5 g for 1 kilo of your bodymass) and big amounts of carbs, if you're planning to gain mass, or less if you're trying to lose it

Depends on what kind of workout you're doing.

Pure cardio: fast beforehand and eat after (forces your body to pull on your fat reserves more)
Other exercises (like weight training): before and after
