how long after a meal do i wait to exercise?

still halfway thru th' meal and ive got 4.5 hours til th gym closes.

id always wait at least a hour if i'm going to squat and/pr deadlift

depends on what exercises, how much you ate, etc
if you're worried about vomiting, at least half an hour before anything strenuous
if you're fat, it's good to start ~30minutes after eating (that's when the chylomicrons are circulating, so exercising then uses those up and prevents them from being deposited into adipose). not HIIT or anything, but take a walk/light jog
