Hey /fit/,
First time poster.
Male.
I am 5'8" (1.7272 m).
I weigh 150 lbs (68.038 kg).
I want to weigh ~ 140.
I can bench 165 for two reps.

I have pretty well defined arms and my abs are slightly visible. I play soccer and have started to run about 3 miles a day. I need a workout to lose chest fat since that really is the department which is holding me back (no they aren't c cups or anything... just not defined like they used to be). I will take any suggestions whether it is some shitty dvd i can get ripped or something or a hardcore routine you made.

Do some spot reduction exercises on your chest to get rid of the fat. Close-grip barbell curls are especially good for this.

start doing less weight more repetitions on bench press. I'm about your height but around 160, what kind of frame do you have?
