Hi /fit/
To get straight to the point. i need some help since i don't know where to start. But good thing i have you guys.

I want to get into MMA - Mixed Martial Arts.
But i don't really know how to train.
Problem is i live in a very small town without any practice halls or such. So i don't have a place to go to. However in a year i'm moving to quite a large city with many of such facilities. We have a local gym with weights and all but no instructors.
Thats when i turn to you. i'm 198 cm tall but i'm not all skin and bones. I have some muscle but also some fat.
I have quite broad shoulders(thats what they tell me).
i weigh 87kg.
I'm 16 yrs old
So basically what i want to know is. How can i create a foundation and a sturdy body which can take hits and dish em out. If required i can post more stats on myself.

You're 16 years old. Go do some pushups. Then some pullups. Then some bicycle crunches. Then some squats and lunges. Then run. Then go to stronglifts. Then use youtube and google to find proper form. Then go lift weights. Then eat 6 small meals a day. Then don't worry about anything but getting in shape until you join a MMA gym.
