My wrist and elbow! owuch Ouch
Hey /fit/, got a question for you. I used to be a pretty well defined machine when $$ was on the line then got lazy when it was over. Been going to the gym off and on for like a year now, just to maintain.

Fast forward, 3 weeks ago I do chest and tris and my elbow and wrist start to hurt. If you go to the inside of your left elbow and follow it down to the bone that sticks out on the inside, the tendon right there. Thats what has been killing me only when I push on it. Any other time its fine. Its been like this for weeks and I havent been able to fit a good solid work out with chest and tris for that long.

I saw a doctor and even he couldnt get a good idea whats wrong.

Any ideas?

Try looking for a specialist that deals with sports injuries; generally, a general physician won't be able to help you with anything beyond what you can look up on the interbutts in a few minutes.

That said, tendon and joint injuries are very long lasting. If you have a real injury (which a specialist can diagnose), it may be months before you're back in shape.

Whats crazy is i went to sports medicine. He hasnt come across something like this.

I gotta go back in 3 weeks. In the mean time, I am gonna change my routine and get a brace. I hate not doing chest and tris.
