well even though you eat healthy and do all that fancy dancy awsomeness and you may be in good shape, your cardio system is something that will degrade over time if not kept in line, People will say "oh hey just take it easy and you will get better" but honestly thats downright bullshit and you know it

Push yourself until you cannot move, until your body aches from head to toe to the point your mind says "give up" but your heart says "never"
guts and determination will be the only thing that can allow you to push yourself to the max, instead of jogging up that hill. full out fucking sprint and get back to working out again. lazyness is not an excuse, it is a weakness
