im 183lbs right now about 10% prob at 6'2"
i wanna get ripped as possible for halloween so in 3 weeks i can easy lose 6/7lbs
i want a new workout 4/5 day routine so beat myself at for the next 3 weeks.
definition is all i want.
any ideas brahs?

i hate cardio btw so i rather burn as much as possible from lifting (30 rest is my norm)

Do MOAR sprints. theyll work youll whole body, increase your metabolism and build your explosive power. if you dont gain leg strength with it youre not doing it right.

Why would you give us a picture of "you" for us to judge when your SHIRT IS ON?

Do some cardio. If what you want is a nice body then your diet is #1 priority as well as cardio exercise. Don't want to? Too bad.
