It takes energy to do the resistance training, it takes resistance training to get big, it takes even more energy to do the stuff on a cellular level required to build muscle, it takes even MORE energy to maintain muscle.
This is why bodybuilders eat like 5000+ Calories a day.
This is also why I'm giving up on my 190 lbs goal, and dropping back down to 150, it's just too damned expensive eating all this food. I love eatanz, but I love money more, and I need all I can get right now.
