Hey /fit/, any tips on getting leaner muscle? I'm a triple jumper and have just started going to the gym doing random sets of stuff, benching, dumbells etc, dont seem to be getting much leaner only bigger if you know what i mean? I don't do much swuats because my training involves a lot of plyometrics

you can't train lean muscle. Muscle only get bigger.
The lean look comes from low body fat.
Lose fat and you'll look lean.
