1, you are definitely not 'athletic' unless you are one of those power lifting bitches. you are too heavy for 5'2.
2. weight loss is calories out > in. if you are not losing weight, decrease intake, increase cardio. and, no doubt you are overestimating how "little" you eat. i guarantee if you limit your diet to nothing but 100% rolled oats, chicken breast, vegetables, milk, eggs, peanut butter, lentils/beans, and cottage cheese, you wouldn't eat so many total calories. and you would be eating the most nutritious of foods.
