Different guy here. I'm 25 and I look pretty decent, but I've always had a belly. It was there when I was a skinny teenager, and it's only grown bigger since having a desk job for the past several years. My arms are thin-to-average and my legs are actually pretty fit from running a fair amount. The gut seems to run in my family (on both sides, unfortunately), which sucks, but I'm just curious if there's a way to specifically target that area. I tried doing tons of situps every day for a while, but while that built up a bunch of muscle, it was still obscured by the gut.
