Ok. Soccer tryouts are tomorrow through Friday. It consists of, essentially, 4 to 5 hours of running. It's designed to completely destroy you. Beep tests, mile times, relay, 40, 100, 200 yard dashes, etc. We get like a 30 minute break in the middle./Fit/. What should I eat tomorrow for breakfast, and what should I eat in the break? I want something to energize me while not weighing me down.I usually have oatmeal for breakfast, but I'm worried it'll make me need to shit. Ayudame, /fit/fags.
An assfucktonload of oatmeal is good, it will keep your blood glucose levels up all day and you wont get as tired from all the ridiculous exercise.For the snack, get one of those energy bars or something.
