my 5...+ 1 BB snatch 2 DB 1 arm snatch 3 Sumo DL 4 Snatch grip DL 5 Tractor tire flips (700lbs+) 6. full clean and jk 7. Ring work (dips, muscleups, chins, inverted rows) 8. bulgarian spilt squat (this is great too)
-a fat bar makes all the above exponentially sexier, same with other strongman implements
the machines i approve of 1. ghr 2. reverse hyper -every other machine is bad. and yes, i do mean to make sweeping statements
eventually there will come a day when i'll only train the movements i love (the ones i listed)
