natural peanut butter w/ honey on lowcarb/cal wheat bread, glass of 2% milk, cup of coffee (black w/ splenda,) more coffee, hummus w/ wasa bread, salsa w/ crisp bread, an odwalla bar, a pickle, a strawberry banana smoothie.
Then gym: 45 min on the elliptical (i go balls to the wall while headbanging and playing air guitar like a retard,) then did back and shoulders.
Dinner: whitefish, grilled tomato, more hummus, and now im eating a skinny cow fudgicle while drinking a gin and ginger.
