Guys, need help.

I worked out on friday, and then saturday afternoon my right shoulder started to hurt and it still hurts. The part in the picture is the place where it hurts most.

Did I seriously mess up?

You may have "just" pulled a muscle. Ease off of it. Do not exercise it for a few days, and then see what happens. If the pain persists, you should probably make your way to a doctor or physical therapist and get their advice.

Is it just under your deltoid, as in your rotator cuff? How did you injure it?

DO NOT lift weights for a while. if it gets worse go to a doctor, if gets better do shoulder strengthening exercises. Just hope that it's not a shoulder cuff injury cause then it will take a long time to fix.

I don't know how I have injured it. Just worked out on Friday with free weights, after that and saturday morning everything was ok. And then suddenly Saturday afternoon it started to hurt.

something like that happened to me.. i stopped working out for like two days, i was fine, started again, it started hurting again, went to see a physiotherapist, and he said that i have a muscle imbalance, meaning that the muscles in the area that hurt are weaker then the ones in the front, leaving a gap or some shit like that.. then he gave me a fancy rubber band and told me to stretch it...

what a waste of time.

you probably overworked your shoulder

perhaps you have a loose socket like i have

a doctor suggested a few simple exercises to improve the muscles that hold the socket and ball together

they can all be done while sitting in front of a computer, just stop fapping for 5 minutes

talk to a doctor about it

Probably just need some more rest to heal it 100%.
