earlier i was sad about a girl but I went to the gym and did like 25 squats
and then i did
5x5 bench press
3x10 pullover
3x15 push up

Since everyone is talking about squatz i might as well ask here. I don't think I have proper form when doing squats. Theres no power rack in my gym and only a smith machine so i gotta use that to squatz. I don't know if its fucking up my form but after I do my squatz im not as sore as i used to be and im using the same weight. Whats worse is that no one is allowed to critized you and tell you how to improve your form because its against the rules (lol planet fitness) So what do i do to get better form?

No dude its weird, Im in the same weight, and its noticeably harder for me to get back up. Im doing ass to grass squats, or at least i think I am and all it's doing is putitng strain on my feet. Shits weird and i shift all the time.
