I already am. I mostly do weightlifting for my arms and legs. Problem is, I don't have enough Cardio. So I was wondering if putting on walking weights for my daily walks would do something. I know there is no easy solution to a healthy living, but hey, its worth a shot to ask.

Who the fuck cares about weight loss surgery? It's a lazy solution for a vastly increasing problem. "Oh, i'm fat, i think surgery is the answer". 1 year later the weight starts piling back on because they did not learn their fucking lesson the first time and continue their lazy lifestyle and assume they can just revert back to surgery again. Weight loss surgery would be banned if it were up to me.
