Hey /fit/, I bet this board gets a lot of shit like this during the day, but I need little personal advice. I'm 17 (underage and all that, yeah, I know) 1.73 or so meters, weight around 60kg (give or take 1kg) My build is pretty average overall, though my arms have OK muscles (due to me doing pull-ups all the time throughout the day.) Anyway, I have a little bit of fat on my stomach, nothing huge, but id still like to get it off. I am going to post my daily routine, and I would really like you /fit/ to post some suggestions on how to improve it.

Wake up at 7.00 am, eat 2 apple pancakes (sometimes 2 cheese sandwiches) with tea.

Lunch at school at around 12.00, usually potatoes/pasta with some random meat.

15.00 - 16.00 home, sometimes I am not eating anything then, sometimes (like today) I take one little bar of chocolate (the really tiny one, like a twix or something), sometimes drinking yogurt is enough, sometimes soup.

Lately I have stopped eating anything between lunch and dinner and working out instead of that (if I'm not totally burned out after school) Just the light exercise though, 30 minutes of mostly ab + arm exercise, with some stretching.

19.00, dinner, which varies, can be meat with potatoes, can be rice, can be pasta, usually tea and cookies after that.

22.00 - tea with one or two sandwiches (cheese usually)

2.00 - sleep.

get rid of the cookies...they are killer if you want to be rid of that fat. eat more veggies, more meat, less potatoes. potatoes are pure carbs, dont need em. unless you get tired too much. do sprints, that will burn that fat more efficiently.

So, during the school meal, should I pick pasta over potatoes or just pick something else?

Also, sorry for selfish fucking bump, but in between that I sometimes eat an apple instead of the junk food I used to eat, I guess that one apple doesn't matter that much?
