Good fitness/Low calorie beer? Anonymous
I turned 21 recently and want to be able to start drinking more casually. I've also been working out and lowering my caloric intake. What's a good tasting beer that won't overload me with calories?

Hit the spirits if you have to drink, more bang for your buck in terms of getting drunk for the calories it contains.

From what I gather the booze that is least bad for you are spirits, either neat or with diet mixer.

If you're going to have a vice, make it as enjoyable as you possibly can. Then only do it in moderation. No sense in drinking spirits if you don't like them; no sense in drinking crap beer.

Don't drink a beer based on its calorie content. Drink a good beer that you like the flavor of. Have a couple, enjoy it, move on. Not that complicated.

Pretty much what everyone is saying.

Drink Responsibly.

I personally like Bacardi with Diet Coke. There's definitely more drinks out there that have less calories but its up to the individual's preference.

Btw, I think Kevin on Diggnation said that Coronas' have a lot of calories. But then again I don't know if he's a good sauce.

Drink whatever you like just don't over do it.

The Sapporo Viva Life is the best tasting non sugar beer out there. Second comes Zero Nama, then Asahi Style Free and lastly ZERO from Kirin. The ZERO beer tastes like shit, just pure shit so I wouldnt even bother with it. And theres no doubt in my mind that Sapporo make the best non sugar out there.

Yes, Guinness is the way to go.
It fills you up so that you can't drink too much and it's 125 cals a bottle (same as some light beers).
Also, it tastes godly.
