eat a lot of proteins.

tuna, steaks, fruits, bread. Avoid eating fast food.
To build mass you need to do low reps with the most weight you can lift. press, curls etc.

The food part is right, but low reps of heavy weight is for functional strength, if you want to LOOK strong faster, 12-14 reps of less weight.

yeah because building worthless fat is going to help him.

If you want to build fat that you will burn by working out, eat that fast food crap.

Hard work and actually eat some good food.

Before that applies you'll be needing to build your physical strength to the the point where doing 14 reps of a given weight will result in your muscles looking good. Early on you'll want mass and strength anyway unless you are going for the Heero look. Lifting low amounts of weight many times will not build mass.

Just because food won't make him fat doesn't mean the trans fat and huge amounts of saturated fat won't destroy his heart, moron. You can easily take in huge amounts of calories and still eat healthy.

Here's the shake I posted in a different thread.

16oz whole milk
1 banana
4tbsp natural peanut butter
2 cups natural oatmeal
2 scoops protein powder
Handful of ice cubes

Blend and drink right before you go to sleep.
