yes and no.
yes the skin it will "heal" faster but it will be healed with scar tissue, not live skin tissue.
typically when muscle tissue is repaired/regenerated after a workout more tissue is created and so through training it is possible to improve muscle size/quality but not the rate at which it is repaired. i think the same would apply to any other tissue, it may be repaired to be tougher or more effective at its primary function but it will not be repaired more quickly.
