post yo mothafuckin HIIT routines

here I've been trying to do tataba but kinda learned that even olympic sprinters can't do it and within 2-3 minutes I'm dead, so I figure a 1 minute hard and 1 minute rest interval period for 8-10 will suit me better and burn some fat faster

on a rowing machine, cause it's better for HIIT, very low impact:

5 min warm up
2 min high pace
3 min cool down
2 min high
3 low
2 high
3 low
then i go as hard as i can till i can barely keep up, then take it slow for 5 min to cool down.
