How much of what do I need to eat to stay alive and functioning? Right now I eat:

Breakfast: Two ego waffles or a bit of eggs. Glass of milk.
Lunch: Small sandwich.
Dinner: Few bites of chicken or beef and a few bites of pasta or rice (I throw most of it in the garbage when no one is looking). Oh, and I have a bit of salad usually too.

In between, I sometimes I have a yogurt or some strawberries, some cookies, and some soda or vitamin water.

I have A LOT of energy when I'm awake, but I sleep kind of a lot. I can't really tell if I'm sickly or not. Sometimes I feel like crap, sometimes I feel fine. I dunno if I'm dying from lack of food or anything. Doesn't FEEL like I'm dying. I dunno. Should I eat more fruits and vegetables? More meat? I'm really short and have a small frame, so I dunno if I need to eat as much as other people.

I kind of want to lose weight. Just a little bit more. Everyone says I'm really underweight already, so I dunno if I can do this without becoming sick.

Start a food diary. Yeah, I know, it sounds like a pain in the ass. But after the first few days you should start memorizing the calorie amounts for most foods.

So, just count your calories and see where you fall. It sounds to me like you could stand to eat more, but then again if you're snacking throughout the day you could easily be averaging out to 1500+ calories.

Also, check your BMI to find out if you're really underweight. Most people don't realize that being "skinny" or "underweight" isn't a bad thing. Seriously, in high school my BMI was 26 and I had people constantly telling me I needed to eat more and that I was too thin, etc. etc.

My BMI is 16.8, but I might have lost a little bit of weight over the summer.

Also, I dunno about calories. I think I'm getting enough or close to enough of those, because I eat a lot of junk food like these flat earth chips right here.

Something seems to be missing. I've been eating even less recently and I noticed I've started having trouble sleeping and getting a lot of bizarre nightmares too. Could this be connected to some sort of lack of nutrient?

I don't really think I'm fat or anything, btw. I just think my hips/thighs are kinda wide. My hips are to the bone right now, so I dunno if it's possible to make them more narrow without... surgery? My thighs are still really squishy, though. It contrasts strangely with the rest of my body which is really angular.

Tried too hard to do what?

I never exercise. Except running. I like running. Nothing else, though. I don't like doing things that are boring like exercising and eating.
