ITT MILK

i'm cutting atm and I think I drink way too much milk

for example, this morning I had milk ontop of my oats then alot of milk with my protein shake

and I generally have a big glass of milk for one meal which will be dinner tonight

so is this too much or should I look into soy milk as an alternative since i drink so much daily?

Just drink skim.

I wouldn't worry about it. I was drinking about a gallon a day when I was bulking, I started cutting and I still drink about 1/3 gallon a day. I guess it just depends on how many calories from other foods you're willing to cut to keep drinking it.
