asian here, wanting to obtain nigger hops to dunk. I'm quite tall for an asian (6'1), but my vertical is barely 2 feet; can't touch rim yet.

I do SQUATZ and CURLZ 4 DA GIRLZ.
What other exercises should I do, /fit/?

I'd say power squats. Use lighter weight than for strenght training, but focus on explosiveness.
