every morning i eat two eggs mixed with a cup of lentils. it's the best fucking food you can possibly eat to stay full for the whole day (or at least never get hunger pangs or cravings). i used to take ephedrine daily, but after i started eating this for breakfast, i never had to do anything else to control my hunger.

I eat an omelet with cut up pieces of smoked ham and tomatoes.

It is like 600 calories but I'm set until noon.

This isn't exactly an achievement, is it?

i'd say that is a ideal achievment, some people will have breakfast and after there first class, 1 hour or so, they begin to feel hunger again.

Yea, I don't know about you guys but I have no kind of time to eat every couple hours. I have to eat eggs or an omelet or my stomache will be bothering me by noon.

Maybe I'm too used to my own body. I eat small meals every three hours, but generally I'm not hungry even after those three hours. It's just a way to keep my metabolism going and stop myself from eating regular meals(larger, breakfast-lunch-dinner), which put me to sleep and fuck up my stomach.

For me, it's grapefruit. I'll have a half with breakfast (I also eat a small bowl of fiber-rich cereal with 2% milk), and then half as a late morning snack (about 3 hours after breakfast). I think part of why it's so successful for me is I peel it (but don't peel off too much of the skin or membrane or whatever it's called between the rind and the fruit -- nutrients are stored there as well), which causes me to eat much more slowly than I probably would otherwise.
