So body builders might think they need more, but they already have plenty in their diets; soo when they add protein shakes and bars and whatever else, it leads to a dangerous amount of protein in their system. If you drink alcohol on top of that, your seriously stressing out your kidneys.
I'm just going by common sense and what I've learned, not by what one meat head thinks and the age old misconception of insert protein ??? profit of muscles.
You have to think about your body as a whole. But I'm sure the problem with many people is they'll do anything to their body as long as they get one desirable factor, not caring for the rest of it.
