I have a hard time keeping myself motivated from lifting weights.. I've been lifting weights every morning and after work (6-7 hours later) for 30 mins for the past week. How long will it take before i see some results?

First six weeks will be the most obvious results.

Take pictures of your body every month so you can see your results.

tl;dr don't happen overnight

lol i know it wont happen over night..
but anything noticeable in like two weeks?

You are doing too much. Three times a week for 30 to 60 minutes is good enough. You could work out Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 45 minutes each and actually see better results than from what you are currently doing.

it depends how you are lifting

if you are doing 3 sets of 20 bicep curls and some bench press then you can fuck right off, but if you have a dedicated program, then it starts coming down to you getting adequate nutrition and rest.

it all depends how intensely you are working
