Hello /fit/. I need to lose 15 kgs, and I want to lose them FAST.

How can I do it? Please help.

Should I buy Wii Fit? Would that get me an Ego Boost? Any tips, alternatives? My problem is that im highly irregular. I can lost 3 kgs in a week but then I forget to do diets, etc. Any way to keep track? Any program for the computer or something?

4L of water, whole wheat only, poop whenever possible and dont eat much, also SQUATZ or die nigguh

If you're just trying to loose weight to look better: stop.

all weight loss is a slow process, at least healthy weight loss, so if you need to lose weight, go slow.

however, if you just need an ego boost: change something about yourself. Your hair, whiten your teeth, learn to sing. Also, find a way to get more energy, preferably by eating better and cardio. The more energy you have the better you feel, the more confident you are.

as far as keeping track: WRITE THINGS DOWN! a small notebook is all you really need. Nothing fancy. Write down the information on what you eat, when you workout, how hard you work out: think like a workout diary. If you keep it organized, you find you'll see patterns and be able to experiment to get the results you want.

try reading the nutrition articles on trickstutorials.com: Unlike /fit/ there's real advice in them.

no rly, you're looking at about 4 months, if anyone tells you it can be done in less than 3, they're either offering you a liposuction or lying. Well, technically it's possible to do it in a couple of weeks if you stop eating, but you'd be left with no muscle and most of your fat by the end of it, so if you want to keep some muscle and don't want to pay for liposuction, forget the "fast".
