Hey /fit/,
So I just got a gym membership and I'm looking for some sort of guidance on a workout routine.

Some background: I'm 6' 2", only 135 (I'm male btw and yes I know I'm underweight), and I'm looking to add some muscle and just overall strength without adding fat. Basically all the working out I have ever done has consisted of push ups, crunches, and sit ups. So I have an okay upper body, and I have a good bit of abdominal muscle (although no six pack of course).

TLDR: Could anyone suggest a good total workout routine (weight, cardio, etc, whatever) for building muscle and for a six pack? And also, how should I eat alongside said routine to gain some weight without also gaining fat (I assume that won't be too much of a problem)?
