I really want to do some push-ups / upper body stuff, but I hear constant, horrible crackling in my wrists and elbows.
lifting weights also kills my wrists (very carpal-tunnel like where my fingers hurt to bend). It is unacceptable because I work with computer code for a living.

any ideas/thoughts?

heard some bullshit about cod-liver oil / fish oil solving this.

perhaps more milk to strengthen bones and maybe do some lighter wrist strengthening exercisers which will increase tendon size and strength, just a thought, hope it helps...
