Dear /FIT/,I'm feeling lethargic as all get out. I even get ample amounts of sleep, in fact, too much.I get at least 8 hours of sleep each night, usually more around 10~12 hours.Yet no matter how much sleep I get I still have to take a nap during the day.WHAT'S MY PROBLEM? I get out and exercise for hours, walk around the city, etc.Maybe it's just trying to be too active. But damn, it feels like I need more sleep every day. I fear that soon I'll being sleeping for 16 hours.
