Is doing deadlifts and squats on the same day bad or good?
depends on your volumeif you are doing rippetoes,3x5 squats1x5 deadliftsthen its fine.but any more than that and i would split it up. im doing 5x5 for both so i do them on different days
3x6 squatand 3x6 dead lift.fine?
