Hey guys.What is a good workout for somebody who wants to lose a few pounds of pudge around his gut and thighs?I weigh about 175 lbs and I ride my bicycle about 2 miles every day. I also do a 6 mile ride every week or so. Is cycling a good way to remove this?Pic not related.
Two miles on bike is nothing. Increase distance to about 5-6 miles a day, at least. Once a week do a long distance ride of 20 miles or so.
