Hey /fit/, I just ran out of the supplement I've been using for a few years (pic related). Should I buy a new supplement or go with the tried and true cytogainer?

read the label.i dont know this brand but just compare its amino acid profile with other proteins in the store and check they price, sweetener, etc.pick which is the best value and quality
That stuff has too many carbs. I get the same amount of protein from 2 servings of whey mixed with 8oz of milk, but with 60g less carbs.Get some good whey, and eat some real food.Of course, this is assuming that you even train.
