Dear OP, Here are a couple of suggestions:
- As many others have already stated, increase your total calorie consumption depending on your goals. - Ideally, you should consume an equal ratio of protein to body weight. - Fat is your friend! Just make sure you avoid an abundance of saturated fat, and try to get more poly/monosaturated fats. You can get these from fish, fish oil capsules, natural peanut butter etc. - Take a good daily multivitamin. Especially since you're already eating such few calories a day. - I think you should think about adding some muscle to your frame. Others have said abs, and I agree since I'm an abs man myself. But also think about adding mass to the ass and thighs. Also, I would recommend working out your back, since it's one of the most commonly neglected body parts.
