Okay /fit/So I fucked my ankle again, previously I had apparently torn three of my ligaments when I landed on some fat kid at soccer who I then got my ankle caught under and yeah.After resting and rehabiliting for three weeks, and training lightly for one, my second week back I was wearing a brace and rolled it again, which sucks because I had just been getting back the fitness/strength I had lost over the rest period.So here I am, out for a couple more weeks at least.Any suggestions, light training etc that I can do to keep up some semblance of strength? I can't squat, deadlift, press or clean because of the stress on the ankle, at the moment. What can take their place?Also thanks /fit/, the physio loved me because I was talking about freeweights over machines and stabilising muscle etc.Also miscellaneous rage over injury thread.
