Hey /fit/, howzit goin.

Is there a site where you input your age, weight, height, etc., and it calculates a fitness regiment for you? I eat fairly well, and go to the gym occasionally, but I have no idea what machines/musclues to work on, and usually end up ambling around haphazardly using whatever's at hand. This ends up getting me nowhere but sore, and no results. I'd like to know exactly how I should be excersising, what kind of foods I should be eating, and so on.

Can /fit/ help me out?
