I usually don't say this, but Jesus, nice freaking tits. If you don't want bulging abs, don't do heavy weight. Try hanging leg raises/knee raises, bicycles, maybe some flutter kicks, or even gymnastic style holds like planches. I really don't know how it will effect you but those don't work you may want to try using a medicine ball and holding it over your head (like an incline press) and sitting up. It isn't a lot of weight but it may make the difference. Wow, those are nice. Good luck!
