Right, well by the sounds of it you'll want to start by losing a bit of weight, do 45 minutes of cardio night and day for a few weeks and see how you feel, you might feel that you need it or you might not, after that you want to begin doing a lot of compound lifts and crunches, someone might be able to suggest a specific routine but I wouldnt say I've lurked enough to be a good judge with that kind of thing.
