I eat about 1100calories a day. I'm ~106ish. Low appetite though. :\

That might actually be it as that I don't really eat much fat now that I really think about it.
A small breakdown of my daily food is: Breakfast: Oatmeal (with a bit of lowfat milk), banana, 3 egg whites, coffee (skim milk + splenda) or green tea Lunch: turkey breast salad + a piece of fruit Dinner: wild/brown rice mix, 1/2 can of canned tuna, a bit of cauliflower, 1 egg white, piece of fruit
I basically eat what I find tasty (and not gross/greasy) and am limited to my appetite. I also usually try to squeeze in an apple or so in between meals.
