so I've decided to stop doing cardio so frequently and incorporate a M/W/F stronglifts 5x5 my routine

I just want to burn the fat FEED THE MUSCLE, lifting does this right? right

so no retard cripple fights vs what is better to lose fat, I know that I'll burn off plenty of fat just lifting for months, even if it takes a little more time than straight cardio

anyway my question is, I've been eating crazy clean for a good few months.

Do I need to switch up anything in my eating habits since I'm pretty much strictly lifting now?
Example day for me:

Breakfast: 2 egg whites 1 whole egg, some oats with cinnamon & skim milk

Fruit or something an hour or so later

you're going to need to add some more protein shakes probably

but you should have at least a gram of protein per pound of your weight
