Hey fit. I'm 23 years old, 6'4, and 167lbs. I have a pretty high metabolism and was wondering... Can i get away with eating only 2500-3000 calories with alot of protein and still gain muscle mass with weight lifting?

you probably will but i suggest a bit more than 2500-3000 since you have a high metabolism.
