Sup, /fit/? I've been stuck at the same weight for about 2 weeks now and was considering trying the zig zag method to shed the last few pounds. I was wondering if anyone has ever tried it. Are there any dangers in it?
wat is the zig zag
Zig zag is eating more calories one day and less calories for the next 2-3 days. The point is to keep your body from slowing its metabolism when dieting. And to answer to OP: It's not dangerous when using common sense. It's actually extremely effective and recommended.

Cool. I'll start by eating an extra 300 calories of these cashews (God damn, these thing are like crack) for the next few days and another 300 to adjust my body back into my "regular" caloric intake. Thanks, /fit/.
or instead of being a faggot you could increase your work outs and their intensity and break through a plateau if that's what youve hit
