/fit/ I need your help:

I have a wedding to go to in a month, I need to lose as much weight as possible by then. Hopefully most of it fat. Im male, 5'6 and about 170lbs and around 22-26% bodyfat. I have access to my kitchen, and an eliptical machine... not much else. I looked up the only nearby gym and are closed for the next 2 months and once they're open Im allready signed up. Will be doing either Starting Strength or bill starr's 5x5... but for now I need to lose as much weight as possible.

Design my life for the next month /fit/ what do I eat, how do I excersise etc. Plz dont phail me.

food: you should always be hungry. eat tiny meals of healthy food.

exercise: burn as many calories as you possibly can every single day.

the rest is up to you. 3500 calories = 1 lb bodyweight. if you get discouraged, or think you're doing enough, look at yourself naked in the mirror.
