>>15215 30 minutes of activity sure, but how much to prepare for it, including getting yourself to the starting point of running, hydrated up properly, having not eaten immediately prior? Full hour when all's said and done? Want to try that when you start working, where your only options are morning, lunch break, and night? Morning running feels like shit, a lunch break really isn't feasible when you consider how much you'll be sweating afterward in your work clothes, and night is kind of a waste since the point is to get your heart rate a little up for the rest of the day on top of the actual calorie burn from direct exercise--and sleep will just plunge that all the way down.
Depends on your lifestyle, really. I'd say exercise is much more key to this than eating, also. Exercise makes your body want a better body for exercising with, food is your choice for how fast you want to let that happen.
