Hey /fit/

I'm 6'3" tall man, and I weigh 211.4lbs.
I have a rather doughy physique and I'd like to at least have a flat stomach. I'm rather so I can't really go to the gym, but I do have a treadmill at home, will running take care of it?
TL; DR How does I start working out?

Get a pair of decent running shoes. Start out walking and work your way up to running. Do pushups, bicycle crunches (or crunches if you can't do bicycle crunches yet), and maybe some yoga for flexibility.
