Sup /fit/ need some advice / help Anonymous
So, i ran across the attached picture and would like to know what he might ahve done in the short amount of time he did in order to get the figure he has. Any help would be appreciated. I'm looking to drop some weight nad get back into a healthier state.

Did you READ how much the motherfucker lost each month (18 - 24 lbs a month)!? Yes, I'm a /fit/ newfag, but I was "told" (google hurr) that it's "not healty" to lose more than 3 lbs every 2 weeks. Sonuvabitch was dropping 9 lbs ~ 12 lbs every 2 or so weeks.
