new to lifting. I noticed that I feel a lot more muscle fatigue in my arms in exercises that work the chest as the main muscle group.

Is it possible that my form is somehow fucked up in a way that shifts the workload, or are my arms being forced to pick up slack my chest can't handle?

I just get the impression I'm doing something wrong mentally, I can't get the pump that makes me certain of the body part I'm working when it comes to chest exercises.

What the fuck am I doing?

TLDR:
OP's triceps is too weak to actually do a proper chest workout.
SOLUTION: work on your triceps

As for a real answer, spread your arms out more

Sounds like I need to keep doing what I'm doing.
