Hello /fit/,I eat about 200 grams of nuts everyday. Should I slow it down or does such a consumption of nuts have no bad side effects? (like, could it trouble my digestive system?)Thanks
Well, most of nuts eg. walnuts have lots of kcals so watch out if you try to lose weight, but if you're bulkin up, they have lots of good fats and protein, so its good.
Hopefully they're unsalted, because salted nuts will put you over the top of your RDA of sodium.
