Hello, /fit/.

I'm about 6'~6'1", weighing in at around 208, so I'm a bit overweight. Anyways, I'm looking to lose about 20-30 lbs. Now, I've got a weight set and can do pull downs, bench presses, etc., but I've been to lazy to get off my fat ass to do anything. So, as a nub, what would /fit/ recommend me to start of with?

You lucky ass bastard. Swimming is a great way to work out, do it! Just make sure you actually swimming and not just float around. And if you've still got energy do some walking/light jogging if you can manage it.

I did that when I was 17-18 I wasn't fat then. I was a swimmer in high school and I just enjoyed doing it. It did however give me good shoulders and I liked very trim and I had 8% body fat.

Word of advice. Don't get in a relationship with a girl where you move in together and don't drink beer every fucking night. I"M getting back to my old self. but I wrecked my body up.

Yes, America.

I guess a problem is that when I travel across the country, I tend to eat fast food..... a lot. I can gain 10~15 lbs in a week, but I usually don't gain weight unless I go on a trip.

So, no offense taken.
