Hey /fit/, how am I doing?

Currently: 6', 190 lbs

This is me after two and a half months of working out. I do the stronglifts.com 5x5 (with a sissy deadlift since I don't have enough weight) every other day, and running for 20-30 minutes the rest of the week. I haven't done much in terms of changing my diet other than slash sugar intake quite a bit, start eating more fresh vegies, and drink more water.

I don't have a before pic, but I was mostly muscle free, was developing bitch tits and starting to get the belly overhang. Nothing drastic though, just flabby.

So how am I doing/anything I should focus on?

you're doing well. well on your way. focus on upper body more.. shoulders, traps, pecs.. etc. if you don't have enough weight then do more reps or get yourself to a gym. eat more protein, etc. good luck.

Nah, that's not a before/after, just at rest/flexed. But believe me when I say that they have shrunk considerably. I'm hoping to get rid of them completely within another 2 months.

Really should have taken pics when I started, but back then I figured I'd puss out and quit after a week. I didn't, hell yeah!

The lumbar curve which that site calls bad posture is the classic shape that a human spine should have, as is evident when looking at just about any picture of any fit human around.

But admittedly my upper back is rather stooped, since I've spent years hunched forward staring at a computer screen. Since I've started it's improved quite a bit though, and I hope it'll straighten even more with more work.
