I'm fat and weak, i can only handle 20 push ups.

I'd do sit ups but i have no counterweight.

I am fat but i have a stocky/thick body with good muscle potential, if i wasn't so lazy.

I'm trying to fix this, any tips? Exercises?

Thanks.

I'm not a drinker, or a smoker.

Weed occasionally, no vices for me except laziness.

20 is actually pretty good

if you're fat and weak like you say

I'm trying to say you should be considering way over 20, not making 20 you're standard or bare minimum. You should be at least doing 40 to 60 minutes of running or at least jogging to get noticeable results otherwise the only difference you'll see is in your head, you'll still be seen as a fatty to everyone else.

20 pushups is a good number if you have a proper posture throughout the 20 of them.
