I am 6'10" and 160lbs. My diet consists of ramen and water, nothing else. Is this bad?

do you microwave cook them? crack an egg or two in there for a bit of protein. But ramen + water is pretty poor, even for me.

Absolutely positively no. Ramen has barely any nutrients in it, and with your height:weight ratio, you're grossly underweight. Eat moar.
