ECA Stack Moonmauler
So I've considered trying out the ECA stack to help me lose a bit more fat. Right now I'm at about 12% body fat, and my goal is around 8% or so. I'm 5'10'' and 150 lbs. My activity level is very high and after holding a 2400 calorie diet for about six weeks I saw minimal results.

Anyone else have experience with the ECA stack?

I used the ECA stack back in the day. I got great results, but I was using it in conjunction with a hardcore ketogenic diet. I used the ECA for energy preworkout and as a wakeup aid.

I attribute my weight loss more to spending two hours a day in the weightroom and doing three-four miles on the track every morning than to the pills.

why would you want to lose more weight at 150lbs? that's insane. you'll look like a starving african.

LOL TO THE FIRST REPLY. YOU FUCKWIT PROBABLY LOST LEAN MUSCLE TOO.

yeah, honestly, if you want to loose bodyfat you might have to start putting on muscle. at that height and weight you're starting to get unhealthy. you don't have much leeway.

Doubtful. My arm measurements went up, as did my lifts.

I don't recommend it to anyone and wouldn't try it myself again. I was 18 and eating close to 400g protein daily; my recovery abilities were freakish.

I don't really care about losing weight. I want
to lose fat. And I have a decent amount of muscle to stop me from looking like a starving african.

The ECA does not cause muscle loss. The actions of the stack promote fat burning.

Height/weight charts are not the best things to go by. 8% body fat (my goal) is not unhealthy. I still eat enough protein (150 grams a day), lift my weights and right now I'm on a maintenance level diet (2800-3000 calories a day).
