Listen, you can only gain size when your caloric increase is larger than the engery you burn.
If you don't you wont gain size.
Doing the really high reps will actually make you weaker, due to them need more food, and you nto supply in it, you would break down.
FOr example, maraton runners burn a lot fo muscle during the marathon for energy, so it owul dbasically be the same concept
Also, you are a huge fag for being a bodybuilder, and not even wanting to be a big one
