So I'm pretty fat. I carry most of my weight in the form of a beer gut, some man boobs and my thighs ;_; Anyway, I've decided that being fat sucks. I figure swimming for as long as I can 3 times a week + healthy eating will solve this, albeit slowly. My questions to you /fit/ are: Am I wrong in thinking swimming is a good form of exercise and how long will it take to see some improvement?
