Just got into strength training for my wrestling team. I'm lifting heavy enough that I can only pull off 3 sets of 3-5 reps till failure, cept that unlike my usual exercises not only do i not break a sweat during it, my arms don't even feel like they're working that hard at all *except for the fact that they just give out when i try to pull a 6th rep* im also piling this up with pushups, squats, and running as well.

In short, im wondering if im doing this right.

yes, with this low amount of reps it is normal

Same as OP I do sets of 6-8 and I dont feel the usual pains ans stresses that I feel in reps of 10-12 my arms just give up.
