I'm trying to get into better shape and change the way I live. Without a life story here are my stats.

6'2, 215, pics will come once I'm home. My hope is to get rid of my belly and develop a more muscular build, as well as improve my posture. My questions for you are onnutrition. I live on my own now and don't really eat right, mainly because I've forgotten how to.

Right now I'm working out 3 or 4 nights a week, starting up cardio again. what should I be eating? could anyone show me examples of some healthy 4-6 meal a day dishes and other things I should be eating?

First don't work out at night it will fuck up your metabolism and is unefficient.

not op, but whoa, seriously? I usually jog/run every morning and weight train around 9-11pm mon/wed/fri

is it really that bad to work out in the evenings?
