So I worked out yesterday and this morning I woke up and I seemed to have pulled a muscle in my neck. I was quite alright with that. However I just got home from work. The job I have has a little physical labor in it, but nothing drastic.... I am home now and all my muscles are sore. I feel like a ran a decathlon. What should I do to curb the pain and make sure I am tip top for tomorrow?
