only weak people get sick. Allergies on the other hand are the worst thing ever. The medications don't do shit for me, it's beyond terrible. I have sneezing fits and the back top of my throat itches like poison ivy. I can't taste anything because I can't smell anything.

stop eating grains, you could be allergic to them without knowing it. i was also allergic to grains but ate them constantly, had allergies all the time. cut them out entirely, and feel much much better.

Eating grains is moronic. Remember, grains - all grains - are germinating bodies with no physical protection. You think those plants lasted millions of years with no chemical protection? Remember, these things are full of so much shit that even ruminants, with four stomachs, will not eat them in the wild.

Also, they're full of opiod peptides, and thus addictive. Good times.

Another way to stop sniffing and nose running at night, elevate the top of your bed by putting something under the wheels of the bed.
Seriously, this works. When you're lying flat on your bed asleep with the bed elevated thus gravity makes the mucus slide down your throat and not get near your nose.
Ta-da! A better nights sleep.
