Weight loss maybe, but he clearly had no muscle mass at the beginning, i do find that quite fast

>> Anonymous

Because you are skinny fat.
>> Anonymous
>>185651
Not asking. Thinking out aloud.
Either everyone is a fucking lier, or I have to get down to 50kg or 110lbs at my height to look decent.

Stay the same weight, just pack on the muscle to keep it stable.

Anyone want to give a tl;dr of how this guy did it? From what I gather, he did a total hour of cardio each day split between morning and night, had some fighting training thrice a week, and did weight training two or three times per week.

His diet puzzles me. There's so many sources offering up different ratios. It seems he's splitting it 40/50/10 P/C/F. Is that really the most effective way? Also it looks like his deficits when exercise is thrown in there are something like 1400 per day.

It's very possible. I followed this diet:

www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/2007/04/06/how-to-lose-20-lbs-of-fat-in-30-days-without-doing-any-exer
cise

for 2 months and done 35 minutes speed walking 4 times a week and 45 minutes of weights twice a week.

I was losing 10 pounds a month pretty easily, but i've been lazy for the last 6 weeks, but yes it's possible.

Wouldn't that shit make you gain it all back?
>> Anonymous
no lies... I lost 50+ lbs in 5 months. I went from 230 to 176.

hard work. martial arts and weight training.

What was your diet like? Ratios please.
>> Anonymous
He put the fucking effort in, it's perfectly possible.

The guy did not put on muscle at all.
Watch his pecs and arms during the change.
All he did is cut back bodyfat.
No big deal.
On the other hand he hid quite some muscle under his fat from the beginning.
>> Anonymous
dude i want those muscles on my hips that stand out. how how does that mother fucker have them visable, even when he was fatter than i am now?
>> Anonymous
>>186470

PROTIP: that's actually fat, not his obliques.

>he clearly had no muscle mass at the beginning

lol wut?
>> Anonymous
>>186554

nevermind, i was tired and had a temperature yesterday
>> Anonymous
>>185645

I don't know what picture you are looking at, but he does have muscle mass it's just covered in fat. He probably put on maybe 5 to 10lbs of muscle working out, but most of his change is body fat reduction.

Remember, body size has a lot to do with it. I'm 6'3" (190.5cm) and weigh in at 254lbs (115.21kg) right now and want to get down to about 235lbs before I start bulking back up to 255lbs of muscle.

According to the blog, this dude is around 5'10" as well.

I came

OMG HOWD HE DO IT?!

watch an infomercial, you know the part where the guy goes from fat to amazing looking in 20 seconds?

guess what, he's not really a fatty.

these bulked up fit people get paid to pack on the pounds for a few months, eat like they've never eaten before, and then lose it all really quick.

Yeah this dude is way too muscular at the beginning for it to be believable, I'm at 190 right now and his 190 picture is just ridiculous.
>> Anonymous
True. He was healthy at one point, and it's easier for a once healthy guy to get back into shape then it is for a fat bastard who's been a fat bastard his entire life to get into shape.

I've spotted this shit too. I mean shit, look at him, his abdominals are already ready to give him that V shape from the getgo.
