Hey /fit/, I want to gain 25 pounds in 4 months, is this at all possible? I already know about the nutritional side of it but I want to know about the practicality of my goal.

Stop being a prick, can I do it or not?

I tried to look up the maximum amount of muscle possible to gain in a week... but I couldn't find it. Sorry OP. :(

Are you on steroids? That's your answer.

Well its kind of a stupid question. What you do is everything you can to gain muscle and see how it responds to your physiology.

Why 25 lbs and why 4 months?

Ask a dumb question...

yes you can gain 5lbs a month but you're going to have to eat a like 4000 calories a day

Roids.

Any other way is biologically impossible.

The best you can hope for is around 10-12 lbs...and that's if you're genetically gifted.

Otherwise, shoot for a year or two and set more realistic goals to avoid setting your self up for disappointment and epic faliure.
