that said. don't be hungry. ever. when there's space in your belly, fill it with high protein and high carb food.
lift weights. heavy weights. till you can't lift them any more. then wait a few minutes and do it again. then go home and eat a shitload then sleep.
weights will give you size gains. cardio will make you lose weight. bodyweight excercises, yeah sure if you want.
