Okay, I'm gona rule out you're trolling so yeah.
Basically you are a skinny fat person. You've got no muscle and thats the only reason you're skinny ( as far as weight goes ) but you're muscle to body fat ratio is fucking terrible. In short, bulk the fuck up and then cut. Incase you dont know what this means... Eat clean and alot of meat + lift = get muscle + some fat. Then cut , eat your breakfast oathmeal do cardio 5 times a week and eat less = bam sexy body with your Six packs. Yeah it isn't easy but then again getting anything the easy way usually doesn't work.
In closure you can do your 50 crunches and gain shit or man up and start doing SQUATZ.
