first of all, good for you for realizing that you don't want to be a fat piece of shit that needs to be forklifted out of your house when your lungs collapse on themselves when you're 35 because of how fucking fat you are.

second of all, make sure you have goals. take a picture of yourself in your underwear right now and put it somewhere in your room so that you can be constantly reminded of where you're coming from and what you're trying to get the fuck away from. make healthy and realistic goals for yourself, and use them as your motivation, because you WILL want to give up eventually.

your diet is the most important part of your weight loss. you _are_ what you eat. every time you put something in your mouth, think about what it is made of. will you really die of starvation if you don't get that extra bit of carbs and fats? do you really need the extra sugar and artificial sweeteners? wouldn't your body prefer something that is high in nutrients and fiber, to help you instead of hurt you? etc etc etc.

as for quick lunch ideas, the possibilities are really endless. make yourself a sandwich or pita with lettuce, tomato, hummus, and turkey, and put it in the fridge so you can take it with you when you have to have lunch on the run. good luck anon.

Don't eat below 500 calories of what you need. Don't starve yourself. Don't cut out nutrients that you need. You need all of them. Just don't get something in excess, and don't get too little of something. NUTRITION is vital.

Do cardio, AND strength training. Strength training is an important part of fitness. Muscle requires more energy (calories) to sustain itself than fat, yet it is smaller and weighs more than fat.

Yeah OP, i'm a fellow fat ass losing alot of weight. The first week/ 3 days is hard to get used to, new diet, new routine. But after that its cake, and just keep on thinking how you'll looklike after losing all the weight. Like for me i can keep on getting new clothes and looking sexier. but w/e pushes you OP and yes weights + cardio and HIIT on other days.
