I'm 23, 5'11", 82kg(180lb), I'm a total beginner at fitness and all I want to do is bulk up a bit. So far I've worked out this...

Monday:
Chest
- Pushups

Triceps
- Overhead Tricep Extensions
- Tricep Kickbacks

Tuesday:
Core
- Situps

Legs

>All I have is 2 dumbbells 10kg(22lb) each, I intend to do a 3 set/10 rep routine with all these.
that's not enough for at least these exercises (from the ones you listed):
Squats
Shrugs
Seated Shoulder Press
Dead Lifts

If you want to bulk-up, you should get a gym where you can safely do heavy compound movements. If you are a fitness beginner, apart from the initial newbie gains, you will not see plentiful results. Way too much isolation for a beginner.

Also how the hell would you do Deadlifts with two twenty pound dumbbells.

Well I'll be getting more weights soon, but for the immediate moment that's all I have, also, what's bad about isolation for a beginner?

dead lifts target legs and /lower/ back (not lats) based on your current format i'd throw in wide-grip lat pulldowns and/or pullups (or rows, you get the idea); i'm not sure how many different exercises your going to want to do, but if you are exhausting your muscles then it's probably fine.

Gym is out of the question, it's just too expensive, plus it's a long drive too.

You do not have the strength required to properly target and work the muscle fibers you are wanting to attack.
