Hey /fit/, I need some suggestions on eating more. I'm about 6 feet tall but I only weight about 125 pounds, which is a problem for some one of any gender, and being a guy it's even worse.

I've tried to increase my calorie intake but I have difficulty eating anything more than 2200(Usually eat around 1800-2000, which has resulted in me gaining no weight in 2 years). Is there a simple way to eat more food/calories without killing myself by clogging my arteries?

The semester is almost over so I'll probably try some lifting to try gaining some weight there, but without being able to eat more it won't help much. Is 2800 calories a good target or should I aim higher or lower?

here's an idea, how about instead of coming here and asking your stupid vapid questions you go and actually read up on fitness, health and diet? you know, empower yourself and shit? if you want to be healthy and fit, why don't you read about what healthy and fit people do?

I have a similar problem. My appetite is very small, so the only way I can intake a lot of calories and proteins is by eating lots of smaller meals. I have managed to eat about 3,000 calories in a day, but normally it's much less, and I'm only gaining about a pound a month. I'm hoping that doing some mass building exercise (deadlifts) along with being more conscious of my protein intake should help me gain muscle mass.

Eat more, simple.

Don't be a pussy about it, just make your mind up, don't think again after that, just do.

Advice: More exercises than just deadlift.
