I read here sometime that a tbsp/spoonful of honey would make suppress hunger for those who are hungry all the time.Is this true, /fit/? Have any of you guys tried it?
Yeah, most hunger pangs come from a low blood sugar level, so if you just take a teaspoon of honey it'll quell the pangs in a few minutes. It's a good natural sugar as well, and better than junk like soda and sweet processed snacks.
honey works. i've heard that olive oil does the same thing and kills cravings, but it's not nearly as tasty as honey of course.

Nope, as soon as you eat one spoonful you'll just want another one. Come on, don't be stupid. Listen this this guy.>>130843
>>130850I don't know if you've ever tried it or not, because I have and it suppressed my hunger and I didn't want more after that.
Can maple syrup be used instead?
I eat plain yogurt with a bit of honey for breakfast usually at around 9 in the morning and I'm not hungry again until 3.

Eat oatmeal early in the day if you're hungry all the time. It keeps your blood sugar up and you wont feel hungry for hours.
