Is there any difference between running in place and running say, on a track?
>> Anonymous
Yeah, when you're ACTUALLY running you're doing more than moving your legs up and down, you're actually pushing yourself forward!

How about you go test them before asking this dumb shit again

I ran track in high school and well running is running but when you're on the track your pushing youself way harder.

I didn't mean competitively, I was just using that as an example.

Build more strength from running on track because you push yourself forward. Long term results are stronger let muscles... just because they have to have a stronger pull

That really explains why I could run 2 miles with no problem on a treadmill... (I suck at running, I know, and I'm not OP) but then I normally run outside and I feel like death. Part of the problem is humidity though.

not OP, but i have a problem where running outside is a shit load easier than running on my treadmill.

i think it might be because my treadmill is extremely shitty and it's always at an incline due to its shittiness.

is there any other reason why my treadmill would be harder than running outside?
