id get bored with that in about 25 seconds, it would be so fucking mind numbing to be changing plates every 5 minutes
that workout is so fucking sad. I love seeing those guys at the gym who carry around this fucking bible with them that they check after every fucking set. I have a little notepad that basically just reads "SQUATZ MOTHERFUCKER" on every page. Maybe you'd ought to get rid of some of those isolated and do more compound exercises dude.
