Every 2 days - intense cycling for 2-2.5 hours
2 hours daily of dumbbells and various exercises (at home)

30-40 minutes of strength training, 40-45 minutes of steady state cardio on my gym days.

10 minutes of HIIT twice a week, I just do that at the track.
