hey /fit.I'm 6'1, 175-180.I can bench/deadlift my weight. Squat about 250.Without severely altering my lifestyle, I'm not going to gain much more mass. I work and go to school full time, so I really don't have the time to eat/sleep enough to make significant gains. It was never my goal to bulk up too much anyway.That said, I'm looking to reach optimal strength and explosive output for my body/size.I could use some tips/ideas/plans that could help.Thanks.
Do sets of 5 with the amount of weight that you can't do a 6th rep.
You're either squatting high or being a pussy with your deadlifts. Those lifts should be at least equal, with the deadlift higher for most people.
I max my deadlifts at like 200. I strain to do 5-6 reps. I guess I'll try to add a little weight each week and see what happens.
