i went running today, 3 miles about an 8-9 min mile pace.
at the end though, the last 1/2 - 1/4 of a mile my stomach started tightening up and i could barely breathe, i became nauseous and got a migraine. i pushed myself to finish the jog anyways, but when i was done and doing the cooldown stretches the nausea got worse.

my main worry though was the stomach tightening.

i havent been sleeping well for the past few days due to stress n shit. could this be effecting the stomach cramp? i also ate a cheeseburger(LOL) about 45 mins before i ran.

last week i ran 3 miles for the first time with no problems, what could've caused my stomach tightening?

not the lack of sleep? i usually get 9.5 hours a night, but for the past 3 days i've only gotten 3-4 hours a night
