Metabolism, motherfucker, have you heard of it?
When you sleep more than you have to, your body adjusts to sleep more, based on the amount of movement you get while sleeping. If you wake up after 6hours, go running, then take a shower and get ready for work/teachings, then you are on a great path. Eventually, your body will adjust to the extra load and will make 6 hours seem like a great amount of sleep. All you have to do is force yourself to wake up and go out running early. When you do that, you will be on the way to not being able to sleep more than 7hours a day. So yeah, nothing wrong with you, just get more active earlier and all shall be well. PEce.
