OP, Big breakfast is fucking important. Don't ever skip breakfast. Aim to eat 5 meals a day. See what your calorie intake is supposed to be. Pick a reasonable deficit for yourself. Eat 35% of your calories per day during breakfast. and lower that number as you reach dinner. Breakfast like a King, lunch like a prince, and dinner like your homeless.
Add cardio and don't be afraid to lift weights. You're not going to get muscly, unless you take steroids. The main purpose is to keep you body in an anabolic (fat burning mode) state for as long as possible.
As for you're nutrition, I suggest you cut out the tomato sauce. Anything with High Fructose corn syrup (tomato sauce included) is pretty shitty for you. Avoid Soda and juices, just drink water. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, and lean meats. You can definitely lose 20 pounds by November.
