You should never do weight training (Bodyweight is considered weight training also) and cardio within six hours of each other.
Sit-ups are bullshit, they do not target the abdominals directly, and they horrible for the lower back. The entire routine also blows, there is no point in doing isolation movements if you aren't a bodybuilder. There definitely is no point in doing such high reps unless you are attempting to gain muscle, which you aren't, since you are obviously trying to lose weight.
Do you have access to a gym or are you just using dumbbells you have around the house.
