stay the fuck up. If you don't get at least 4 hours of sleep (always depending on body and work during the day) , your body will not get enough sleep to repair anything, and you will feel even more tired and strained because your body has deployed sleep hormones that takes up even more energy (usually, the rest of your sleeping period recovers all that and more, repairs your body, but only AFTER passing that stage of 3or4 hours of fake sleep).
