Question for you folks of /fit/.Is there a faq or something that explains all the terms you guys use? I'd google everything, but I was just wondering if there was a one stop page I could find alot of this information out at.

Well, for instance 1g/lbs daily of carbs.. I dont exactly understand what this suggests. I'm getting into weightlifting, but I'm a total newfag at it and following Strong Lifts 5x5 atm.
