Sup /fit/ I have a question. Is it better to jog by touching your heel to the ground or is it better to keep it off the ground completely and jog on your toes the whole time?

Your heel can touch the ground. You just want most of your foot's weight to be on the ball of your foot.

Depends on the surface and how your legs react to it. If it's with good running shoes on soft soil go ahead and mash the heels in, but if you run on concrete and keep getting shin splints you should switch to toe-heel. I'm fine with heel-toe on asphalt but on concrete I get shin splints like mad.
