Is Wii Fit pertinent to /fit/?
i read an interview that this game was more to be a "body awareness" game and not an ACTUAL FITNESS game.disappointing
HOLY SHIT, I'M TRACKING MY BMI PROGRESS IN REALTIME.
I'm a fucking logo.
>>548Meh, anything that counts push-ups though is bound to be physical to some degree.
I actually was having fun having to move around to play Wii Sports. Fun minigame, you fatties should try it sometime.
>>542It sold one million in its first week in Japan. I don't see why not.
>>684Actually, like 280K. It's over 1.4 million sold, now, though, which is 2 months after its release.
I wonder how accurate is the body mass tracking.
I think with a ton of usage, you can get in shape a bit. maybe improve coordination.
>>842fuck BMIIt's inaccurateit called me a fatty :(
>>842It's very accurate. Nintendo even had the board certified to be used as a regular weight scale. Check out the Wii Fit "Iwata Asks" series of interviews. It's pretty insightful, and gives you a ton of information regarding the development process behind the Balance Board and the game.http://us.wii.com/wii-fit/iwata_asks/vol1_page1.jsp
