Who here hates their relationship with food? I've swung between Eating Disorders, and right now I'm on the swing from anorexia to compulsive-eating/binge eating. 25-30 pounds gained in 2-3 months, despite exercise 3-4 times a week. Been up for 3 hours already and eaten nearly 2500 calories.

It's times like these I want to be an hero.

At my lowest, I was 124 pounds and looked like an Auschwitz survivor. Right now I'm hovering between 150 - 160. I do feel sick this big (even though most people say this is a "good" weight). Atrophied lots of muscle so probably even harder to lose weight now.

I'm having trouble eating 3000kcal a day. (well not really because I drink a gallon of milk everyday nowadays but anyway...)

I know. I fucking hate this shit. I used to eat 700 calories a day and sometimes have nets in the negative back when I was on my ana swing for a year.

Also, 1 cup of milk = 80-120 calories, 16 cups in a gallon.
