I'm on Cytogainer myself.

Pretty good results so far. I've used gainers before, and no bloat with this one.

I only use them for post-workout, though, or as a meal replacement due to time constraints.

Quality food in sufficient amounts beats any weight gainer any day.

I have some at 406 kcal + 15g protein per 100g.
100g needs close to 1 liter of milk though.
The calories comes from dextrose, so it's very sweet in taste.

Approx. 550 cals with 16 oz. water, around 900 with 16 oz. skim milk

You get around 80 grams of carbs, which is there to generate an insulin spike to trigger anabolism.

if you just need moar carbs then go for it, totaly worth the money
