hey /fit/, I've been running every morning for 30-45 minutes (on a treadmill while watching the Sopranos :'D) and then doing cardio for about 15 minutes every night. I eat pretty healthy, and I'm already starting to see some definition in my legs. I watch TV because it adds a sense of variety into my routine, does /fit/ do anything in particular so that their routine doesn't get stale?

Maybe you could stop halfassing it and put some effort in? If you have time to watch tv while on a treadmill you can clearly be putting alot more effort in.
