>>481667 Thanks alot!! I did weigh about 330 before i started...and that was when i started my diet. I was going to the gym at the time...so who knows...i might have lost even more! I basicly just eat well now. anywhere I go i can useually find something good to eat. I dont have to stick to it religiously tho. I mean, I maybe treat my self to something good once a week tops. I just still try to eat less, or eat something better for me. Like I'll eat pizza, but have garlic and chicken pizza on a thin crust ya know? I try to exercise as well now, at VERY least three times a week. Swimming, jogging, weights etc. I havent got any strech marks or anything. tho my tummy i think has some lose skin. I actually thought I would get MUCH worse loose skin hehe. but hey, i still have lots to lose!
