Are there any adverse effects in practicing ADCR (alternate day calorie restriction)? Assuming there aren't; how about if you do exercise, but only exercise on the ad lib days? Assuming there are aren't; how about with regular, everyday exercise?

the best thing is to try for yourself. if you see excresing everyday is too hard (which I think it will be) just do it four times a week. also, if you see it's easier to eat+excresie than not eat at all, do that everyday instead.
