goin on a trip next week. 4 days and im responsible for my food. gimme good foods to pack and healthy snacks to last me. i lift regularly so yeah. any ideas? of course ill eat responsibly there but still.

don't live off protein bars for your main meals for four days. you'll may never eat them again, you'll hate them increasingly with each one. vary all your proteins, you'll be significantly happier.

trail mix: seeds and raisins. play with ratio of proteins to carbs, see what you like best. not an everyday thing for me by any stretch. it'll last and no bruising.

maybe i forgot to mention ill go out for 3 meals a day. but all the rest is up to me. ill probably be able to use the gym at the hotel and ive got a few hours free every evening so yeah.
