Hey /fit/. Anon of pure fatness here. I've always wanted to get in better shape and become healthier, but I never knew where to start. I was wondering if you could help me out with a beginner's exercise regimen or a decent diet plan that I could start out with. If I lose 50 pounds of fat due to any help you provide, I swear by my internet, I will get "/fit/" tattooed to my upper arm. Any help you can afford me will be greatly appreciated.

Just eating healthy and exercising an hour a day will help you lose weight. Trying to burn off more calories than you take in makes you anorexic.

Thanks for that. I'm going to start on a regimen I found online tomorrow. I'll take some before and afters every week to show the progression and for inspiration. Gonna look into those PDFs too.

get some ketone stips to pee on
cut you CARB intake to about 20 or 25
NO FUCKING SUGAR!
sometimes you cant help it but try not to get any at all
meats are your friend

no frute but strawberrys
little vegges
do that youll lose a pound a day, just sitting on you butt, youll lose WAY FASTER if you work out too

your body needs to be in ketosis which means its burning fat in place of carbs/sugar thats why you need the ketone strips from wallmart or wherever....
ketone strips also tell you the real truth of how you diet is going like if you ate something with sugar in it and you didnt realize it(like beef jerky) youll be thrown out of ketosis and youll see it in the reading you get from the strips.

if you go on atkins your body burns fat without going into starvation mode

switch to diet sodas and use splinda insted of sugar

and lastly depending on your activity level and ext youll might need to ajust how many carbs you intake if you get dizzy eat something
