Opinions on eating raw eggs for nutrients?

Also, unpopular or approved things to go with your exercising or diets. What works for you? Ex, honey for energy or Capsaicin/Chili pepper to keep healthy.

raw eggs are digusting and sometimes not safe, i eat 10 eggs in on weeks, i cook or bake them with almost zero oil, eggs (the yolk too) are good for you and they are cheap
