So I work out 4 times a week, eat my oatz, do squatz, etc. I also drink whey shakes every day I work out for +protein. Should I be taking more protein on my off days too? Does that affect my gains?

A shake in the morning if you're working out or not.

You could also try Casein protein before bed, since it has a 6-8 hour digestion rate.

I dont think so, since you are not lifting your body doesn't neccesary need the extra protein , nevertheless a bit (lower then usual , say 50-100g) would do no harm.

working out or not protein is good fucking idiot. its for protein intake and also post workout recovery. take it with milk on off days

consume a gram of protein per lb. of your body weight everyday..(even on your off days, you wanna keep your nitrogen levels positive)
