sup /fit/ I am 5"8 and weigh around 190 now, I just started working out, im cutting my diet down to around 2000 calories per day and i am wondering what kind of workout i should start doing, I'm currently living with my dad who has an eliptical, a treadmill and a weight machine, kinda like lets you do reverse bench presses (i dont know much about this shit), and i may pick up that wii fit bs to see if that can help me.
tl;dr, im 190 and 5"8, how should I work out

Don't exercise, eat anything that's delicious - pizza, burgers, doughnuts, cake, pie, cookies, ice cream. But don't think you can become a fat slob overnight, it takes years of effort. (Not OP, but same height and 10 lbs heavier.)

Oh, also, no water. Soda and other sugary beverages only. Easy way to pick up lots of calories that don't make you feel full.
