if you can't spot the trolls, you're doing it wrong... on /fit/, most trolls have been reduced to a sad state of fail (because /fit/ is so easy to troll, the trolls lose their edge over time)
to OP in general, try to get a fair bit of a variety of seemingly healthful foods.
rice is good (especially brown) get some meat (mammalian meat is preferred) fish are tasty (and provide Essential Fatty Acids or EFAs) nuts (and olives) and their oils are excellent sources of healthy fats fruits and vegetables taste great and give fiber, vitamins, minerals, and healthy sugars grains (rice included) are a good source of carbohydrates legumes are a nice secondary protein source
