I've been doing this ab workout from youtube - there's tons of them on there.My question is, Is there anyway to eliminate or reduce the soreness in between ab workouts?I want to be able to do it every other day, but I'm too sore most of the time so I have to wait like 5 days or so.Any tips?
Light exercise to get the blood circling better.Don't wait till you're completely fine, if it's only a little bit sore, do the workout.
