Hey /fit/
I thought today was it. When I first started, about a month ago, I weighed 250 lbs and 23.2% BF at 6'2

I stopped drinking soda, and eating out altogether, I started a strict diet. When it came to working out, I didn't stop until every mussle in my body ached.

Today, which marks a month of my new life style, I measured my weight once again, but to my surprise, I only lost 2 lbs.

I was upset and didn't know what to do, the diets, the backbreaking exercise, none of it helped.

I decided to check my body fat once more before I quit the program. To my surprise, I am now 18.6% BF. I lost more than 12 lbs in fat!

Hooray me!

Pic related, this is what I'll be doing in several months.

I'd love to meet the first person to put on 10lb of muscle in one month.

At OP: At your height and with that weight you'll still look like shit though unless you really get Mr. Olympia buff. 250lbs is too much except for giants and/or steroid freaks.

The thing is, I am XBAWKS HUEG, I don't like doing cardio.
When I am at the gym, I run for an hour, then just weight train the rest of the time. I alternate days for upper and lower body workouts.
I also have a labor intensive job, so I have to be physically active for the eight hours I am there.

I don't really care much about bulking, but I end up doing it anyways.
