I'll give you an outline for my little diet that i am giving a try
Breakfast -1 pack of flavored OATZ -one half cup of unflavored OATZ -prepared using milk -optional adding of berries to OATZ -drink with water
Lunch -Turkey sandwich -Whole-grain bread -banana or apple -with a low calorie yogurt -water
Dinner -Grilled Chicken breast -Stir-fry vegeteble mix (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, mushrooms) -water
Snacks -self prepared peanut butter crackers with wholegrain crackers -cottage cheese with blueberries -yogurt -random fruits
Dinner will vary some, maybe some grilled fish or something. Don't have much room to really have lots of variety so its pretty repetitive. I've yet to really count up the calories in it all, but I'm only trying to lose 10-15 pounds and I enjoy all of the foods in it.
