2nd day of HIIT. First day i had a nasty cramp like pain in my right side and was dead at the end of running. Just now, feel awesome, cept for these lil random twitches all over my legs that almost make wanna giggle. That normal?

Just curious, has anyone else seen or done Coolrunning's "Couch-to-5k" running plan? Looking for some user input

Did the cooldown walk for more than the tape told me to, was still a block away from my house, was about a 10 minute walk.

No, shut up. But the twitching is caused by extra blood flow and/or muscle spasms. It's normal.
