Sup /fit/, my friend was wondering what would happen if he didnt lift weights but still did things like pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups everyday with alot of cardio.pic unrelated but its what I wanna be someday.
Why don't you just say yourself. What's the point of saying your friend really.Your answer is "your friend" would put on very little muscle mass and that's -if- he ate a very good diet.
