Hey /fit/, I just ate a HUGE amount of food from at takeaway, I've eaten clean for months and lost loads of weight, and want to throw up. I'm not bulimic. Is there any risks associated with throwing up food just once? I won't let myself eat this much again. Thanks
the only issue that comes to mind is that you'd probably need to drink a bunch of water to replace the fluid you lose in puking. That and puking is really unpleasant.
Consider it a cheat meal. Make a note of it, flagellate yourself, and move on.Unless you feel physically ill, in which case just throw that shit up.
>>281121takeaway, WHAT THE HELL IS THAT YOU FUCKING BRITFAG FUCK YOU
>>281121Isn't it amazing how we don't realize how stupid our actions are until a mere moment or two *after* the deed is done?Human nature...
>>281145EH, LIKE JERKING OFF
It's a good thing to throw your metabolism off once in a while, you body gets used to things. You'll be fine anon, do it once every few weeks.
>>281152Exactumundo :) .
cheat day, motherfucker. I did one yesterday. A whole pizza for dinner, powerbar for a snack, brown butter shitake salmon steak for lunch, beef jerkey for another snack, then some ice creammz
>>I just ate a HUGE amount of food from at takeaway, I've eaten clean for months and lost loads of weight, and want to throw up.>>I'm not bulimic.^only because you haven't thrown up yetletting yourself do it once doesn't work. if you had the self control that would let you do it just once, would you be in this predicament in the first place?
even on cheat days i dont eat the dick shit they serve at fast food, if i'm going to cheat i'm going to gorge on authentic japanese or mexican food, which i do once a week
>>281124puking up your stomach acid burns coming up. only the stomach itself is line to protect against it's extremely high acidity, not the throat. Not cool.>>281165for newbs that's one cheat meal per week. the whole day is not for cheating.
>>281345You're right but if he just does it once chances are no permanent damage will result unless he has preexisting irritation of the esophagus.
It's a cheat day. Who cares. Just enjoy it.
Just the thoughts of vomiting makes you bulimic.
>>281411I have had thoughts of vomiting when I had too much to drink. Not because I just couldn't keep it down but because I knew that it would make me feel less sick/less hungover the morning after. But I agree with what others said: you're not going to totally mess yourself up if you eat a lot once in a while. Just don't let it derail your healthy eating in general.
i throw up every cheat meal. feels good man.
