This seems to be the appropriate board to get an answer to my question, so here goes.I'm not interested in gaining muscle mass, but rather the opposite. My body is very slender all over, the exception being my biceps. I don't train my biceps at all, yet they are of massive size and it looks dumb in proportion to the rest of my body. I also have a slight interest in cross-dressing so having a muscular body doesn't really work out. I would be grateful for any help I can get with this.
Lots of long-distance cardio, but don't starve yourself.Cardio eats muscle.
