Hey guys,

I am out of shape, can you guys suggest good workouts for abs and thighs? My stomach and thighs are the worst of my body.

Also, It's not eating habits, my diet is fine, I just never excersize.

How old are you? How much do you weigh? How tall are you? The last time you consistently exercised what were you doing? What are your long term goals?

I'd say bicycle crunches, squats, and lunges. Do them every other day. Keep a journal so you can tell how many you should be doing/motivate yourself with your progress.
