Drinking or eating anything before you sleep is a bad idea. Try not to eat anything for at least 2 hours before you sleep. Also, milk is bad for your body and difficult to digest, whether you are lactose intolerant or not. Humans only developed the ability to produce lactase in later years of life in the past 10,000 years with the domestication of animals and the use of their milk. You might want to try soy milk. But don't expect the taste of cow milk, it is more a creamy, nutty taste.
