I was practically exactly the same weight (and I am the same height). I had to start below bodyweight squats if I wanted nice form and a low squat so thats what I did. After 3-4 months I have finally got to my body weight squats and surpassed it slightly and now 5-6 months I am actually putting some distance between the squat weight I do now and the just body weight squat I used to do. Was a slow process for me though, but at least you should feel like there is progression even if it's slow.
Also, I'd seriously suggest trying to fix your diet since thats probably one of the main reasons you are 120 lbs. Eat more protein and eat more meals in general (small sorta meals with protein and drink lots of water). Also, it really helped me to buy some smoothies after my workouts with protein builder, fruit, and creatine. Gluk.
