hey /fit/ im not sure if this is where i ask, but i will anyways.i went vegetarian for about a week, and i remember one of the days i ate like 5 bowls of pasta, and i was still hungry. this girl i know says it could have been from lack of grains, does this sound right?pic unrelated...
Yeah just pasta could do that... try wholemeal alternatives or mixing it with protein/fatty foods.
