Hello /fit/, I suffer from carpal tunnel. Shit fucking sucks, because I can't do push-ups and my bench presses are really ineffective. The thing is, I really need to exercise my pecks. Can /fit/ suggest an exercise that works in the pecks without impacting the wrists?

get the carpal tunnel fixed 1st. there is surgery and therapy. GO TO THE DOCTOR AND DEMAND THAT THEY TELL YOU HOW TO GET THAT SHIT FIXED.

Flys are good, but I don't think bench presses are ineffective... You could try dumbbell bench presses, they're a little better

Let them go into a hyperextended rest state. You're not going to break your wrists or anything, and if the carpal tunnel doesn't cause you pain when you let the weight do the hyperextending, then it won't be a problem.

there's a machine in many gyms known as the pec deck. that might work as you mostly use the forearms
