sup /fit/I'm going to start working out seriously soon, just wondering a couple things. Am I correct in assuming you should pretty much avoid all products with sugar? I occasionally eat like a pop tart etc (in college so whatever's here), also iced tea (arizona etc). is this compatible or should I just cut it out altogether? pic not related

cut out all sugar, , carbs and salt. do not eat anything except protein shake. also no fruits, they have too much fructose.
