Question, /fit/. For a teenager, how long does it take for fat loss to be apparent? I'd imagine that it burns off, but the skin where it came out to show might take a bit longer to get tightened up. I've lost fat somewhat fast, 44 lb in three and almost a half months, and while I do look like I've lost weight, I'm not sure how much I could look like I've lost, since the ideal weight for my height is only 20 lb away. So, I came to the conclusion that my body has yet to react to the burned fat. Am I right, and like I asked before, how long would it take for changes to be noticeable? A month?

Unfortunately, depending on how fat you were that skin may never tighten up entirely. Sometimes it takes years. If I were you I wouldn't worry about the skin side of it so much and focus more on getting rid of that last 20 pounds.

Well, just standing, there is no loose skin. However, if I grab some stomach, I can move it around nicely, while I could before I lost the fat. In my upper arm, it used to be pretty tight skin. And while it's not hanging off or anything, I can grab some meat. My thighs... I have trouble grabbing onto them, but they have gotten easier to grab.

So, inside of me, I know fat has melted. But my skin has yet to really go inwards. But I hope it does tighten up...
