alright fit, i lift and do cardio:

we all know you're supposed to drink A LOT of water. i do my best. i usually drink 2 or so liters a day.

problem is, when i drink a lot, i have to pee constantly...it doesnt take much before it's going right through me and is clear.

am i the only one, y/n?

Nope, me too. I simply can't drink during the day, I have too pee too frequently and it's too distracting.
>> Moonmauler
Your body adjusts and you pee less is you stick to it.

Why is that a problem?

the recurrence of the intense urge to pee every 20 mins is very uncomfortable.

If it's clear that means your body is awwwwwwright.

I have the exact same problem! I used to never drink during school and would drink once home only.

I drink water before workout, during, and after. Usually lose the urge to pee about 5 minutes into a hard workout.

I generally just pee everywhere, it's like sharing a little bit of myself with everyone.

I drink a lot of water, and have to piss constantly because of it. They say that your body gets used to it after awhile, but I think thats a load of steaming fucking bullshit.

I stuck to 8-12 bottles of water daily for over 3 months, and my body never adjusted. What time frame are you looking at where my body magically sweats it all out all the time instead of making you piss constantly? It's gotta go somewhere.

i have driving job and i drink 4 -6 litres of water a day (it gets very
hot where i live) i piss 10 times a day ,usually just pull over on the side of the road and piss or piss on peoples front porches if there not home

This has not been true for me. But I sure don't need to pee every 20 mins so maybe your will adapt to a certain extent.

Also make sure to take a multi-vitamin to make up for the minerals and vitamins your losing from your constant peeing.
>> Anonymous
On the plus side you can use all this gratuitous peeing to do your male keegle exercises.

Drink only when you're thirsty. Too much water is just as bad as too little water.

Bad advice. When you're thirsty you're already dehydrated and your performance is already suffering. Optimally you should never be thirsty.

Ditto on bad advice. A book "the body's many cries for water" says thirst is the *last* sign of needing water, among many others.

Have some more salty foods or something. That can help balance it out I suppose.

mild, ambiguous hunger is one of the earlier symptoms.

THAT is good to know...i always try to drink a fuckton (i.e. nalgene bottle) of water instead of eating when i get that "hungry-but-not" feeling...

srsly, that advice should be stickied

You are a retard. Your kidneys have a limit to how much salt they can process a day and that amount is relatively low. All that salt stays in your blodstream and in order to compensate the body will push more water into the bloodstream causing high blood pressure.

>> Anonymous
