Sup /fit/,

So I found this great online calculator whos results I'm going to start taking into consideration when I eat things.

http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm

That being said, is there any other sort of online tool that can help me create a workout regimen? I mean, there's a gym that's free for students within a 2 minutes walking distance from here, but I don't want to go there and dick around not knowing what to do.

Picture completely unrelated.

Also, being one of those people who still need to murk loar on /fit/, do squats and oats really help, or is that just memefied bullshit?

So, anybody? Or anybody got a good workout routine for someone who has access to a gym with "the works" and is 220lbs wanting to get into the 180 zone? Also, the moobs, they need to be gone. I assume benchpress, but how much, how often?

Do the program already shown to you, just use a different diet.

Here's something on losing weight while lifting, as well as a sample diet.
