Damn good diet? Anonymous
Hey fit, recently ran across this little link and was thinking about doing it for a month to shed some body fat. However how valid is this process?

I don't really trust douches who write self help books, and I definitley plan on working out. (1hour running, 1 hour swimming laps)

It is not satire, and the author wrote a NYT bestseller giving similar advice.

The before and after shots are of the same guy, just shaved down, tanned and flexed after. He even lifts up his shorts to make his legs look bigger, when they obviously stayed the same size.
