No such thing as spot working, i.e. "I wan to burn fat from specific area".
However, for your obliques, try doing bridges. Prop yourself up on one elbow with the foot on the same side against the floor. To begin, rest your body against the floor. Then slowly raise your body until your body is in a straight line. Hold it for five seconds. Slowly lower yourself again, the repeat the process. Repeat five times on either side.
