>>351514 Okay, first off I'd try to gradually get into better eating habits: cut down on the meat, eat organic instead of processed, try to dodge fructose corn syrup because it makes you hungry, and eat a healthy amount of fiber + water (you need the water to go with the fiber to poop correctly, plus it helps flush your system -- thanks nutrition class!).
And especially cut out the soda. It's one of the easiest ways to gain weight and it causes a host of other problems.
When it comes to exercise you can never go wrong by walking/jogging with inserts of sprints. I think it's been proven that sprints plus walking is better for you than a constant jog for weight loss, plus it's fun to mix it up.
I mostly know of good eating habits vs exercise since I need to exercise more myself, so sorry I can't help you out more in that area.
