I squat 160, bench 120, but i don't train my abs so i thought hey pnaks should be cool..

Prone Holds, and you're better off scaling the exercise up if you can do it for more than a minute that you are doing two minutes.

You can do it with a swiss ball, or raise a leg (alternating legs) or raise a leg and the opposite arm (and alternate).
