Hey /fit/, I have a question for you. I have fat around my hips and thighs, and I was wondering if there are any excercises I could do to specifically tone those regions?

Tone as in muscle tone?
If you want to tone your "hips," look up exercises for your external obliques. If you want to tone your theighs, look up exercises for your quadriceps and your hamstrings.

If you want to get rid of fat
go read every other thread in /fit/.
