im not gonna lie bros, i've never read stronglifts or starting strength. I have my own routines (which circles around includes bench, squats, deadlifts). in 2.5 semesters i was able to bench 315, squat 375 and deadlift 450

Started with Stronglifts (the one with barbell rows), but now I am moving on to Starting Strength since Stronglifts seems kinda dumb.I searched for Poliquin before and found only 2 of his routines on the internet. One is a chinup routine which I plan to do.The other is a 1-6 routine, this involves alternating exercises between sets and would be difficult to do at my gym since there is usually a wait for the machines/powercage and squat racks..
