Ok /fit/ I am 15, 140 lb.s and around 5'6"-5'7" and would like to get into shape. Right now I run on a treadmill 20 minutes 3-4 times a week(trying to get that to be more frequent), Do a variety of ab workouts, and pushups. My father doesn't want me using weights because he thinks it will stunt my growth, whether it can or not doesn't matter, he doesn't want me to use them so I won't. So my question is what muscle groups am I missing and how do I get to them. I know my biceps are lacking since I can't do any CURLZ 4 DA GURLZ, and I can't do many pullups(10 max, then the number dwindles quickly as I tire) so it probably isn't helping me much.tl;dr I work abs, do pushups and run, what am I not working?And I can't use weightspic unrelated...but FUCK, its house

Jesus... LIFTING WEIGHTS WON'T STUNT YOUR GROWTH!Get a pullup bar. Try and to dips with chairs or something. Do bodyweight squats and move onto pistol squats later.
