Go go bodyweight exercises, equipment is somewhat of a must, but when your starting up doing some push ups, sit ups, chin ups, pull ups, and so forth (you can google for some more bodyweight exercises) and do these until you have some money for equipment. Simply doing these won't make me Zeus overnight though, if you want to put on any real amount of muscle (Read: ANY MUSCLE)you'll need to adjust your diet for a good amount of protein. Go for foods like canned tuna (use some chilli sauce or something similar for flavoring, preferably not too high in calories, as some sauces sneak in quite a lot) and lean chicken breast, meats are your friends.. and if your really serious get some supplements, but I'de suggest saving that until you have some equipment or a gym membership.
