Hey /fit/,
I've lost a bit of weight over the summer (5'5 - went from 117 lbs to 108 lbs), but it looks like I only lost from my waist up. Does my lower half look 'unbalanced' in relation to the my upper? shit MS Paint censorship is shit. sorry.

If you were looking for the size 0 anorexia look that is soooo in fashion then yes you look unbalanced.

Obviously, it's difficult to judge with the MS Paint job...a bikini or underwear shot would give us a better idea. That said, it looks like you have a nice natural curve to your figure, flat stomach, nice legs. Looking very good indeed.

Why cover up the moneymakers if your face is out of shot?
>> Anonymous
Id pay money to see those pics without the black coverups.
>> Anonymous
108? At 5'5"? Isn't that a little small? What was wrong with 117?
>> Anonymous
you could just cover your nipples if you are shy, yknow.

SFW board, durrrr.

That said it really is kind of hard to tell with the bars. Just put some small black rectangles over them.

Women really don't know 'bout weight, always fat of course.

>According to your height of 5' 5" your ideal healthy weight is 134 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 119 and 149 pounds.

>> Anonymous
your posture looks a little sketch.

Fine. You don't have to show if you don't want to. You have a nice slim figure. Long legs are sexy, don't fall for this unbalanced bull shit. Nice butt.
Don't know what the problem is/was. 117 isn't bad and the weight that you probably dropped probably was most noticeable in that bazoon area. But hey whatever.
>> Anonymous
you look like a man.
>> Anonymous
We can't judge with that censorship... Just put the pic with "spoilers" on it and mods won't cry about it being NSFW.
>> Anonymous
Actually, the weight came off after I had to give up sugary foods (namely kid's cereal).

OP, the fact is that your body is damn nice and if you walked past me, I would turn around and look at your bottom. You're thin but you have hips and a butt and these give you a nice figure...that's a blessing, trust me.

Agreed from what I can see, and although I'm not trying to perv out on you, the MS paint censorship does disrupt what can be seen.
Take a picture n form-fitting shorts or underwear and post it, if you have the opportunity.

Shit sucks. But at least you didn't end up with a history of heart disease, stroke, and cancer like I did. You look good OP.

Build your lats. It will balance you out nicely. (That said, ain't nothin' wrong with you now.)

OP: There's nothing wrong with you. Go fuck some boys.

Same here. Heart disease, diabeetus, high blood pressure, and kidney disease all run in my family. We're all fatasses (including me), and it's damn hard to lose weight and keep it off. I already have high blood pressure, I don't want the rest. I'm doing the best I can to lose weight and keep it off, but it feels like a sisyphean struggle. :(
>> Anonymous
You look just fine. Skinny legs, if that's what you are worrying about.
>> Anonymous
You've got long legs compared to your torso. Quite skinny too, you look really tall from the pics, not 5'5.

If you added a little muscle to your legs you'd be so fucking hawt.

Excuse me but wtf are you doing posting censored pictures? We must see boobage to properly evaluate your balance.

OP here, we also have the same family diseases. The funny thing with our family though is that although we seem to age very slowly externally (I'm 25 and routinely pass for a 13 y.o., parents are hitting 60 but look 35-40, etc), internally we deteriorate rapidly. Guess that's just the luck of the draw. Best of luck to you though anon, and keep being proactive. What does your diet routinely consist of by the way?
>> Anonymous
>>258384
Grains, dairy, eggs, nuts, fruits, and veggies. I never really liked most meats, so I stopped eating them. I eat seafood, though. And I cut out fried foods a long time ago.

It's funny. My parents and I also don't look our ages. I'm 24, but I can pass for 14. My parents can pass for early 40s. My dad will be 50 in a few weeks, and my mom is 49 AND on daily dialysis. Depressing as all get out. :(

Thanks for the luck. And good luck to you as well.

you lost 9 pounds of boobs?

I'm sorry for your mom, it must be really difficult. How long has she had to receive it? Does she have any options for receiving a transplant? About finding it difficult to keep weight off, do you drink any sodas or anything? Cutting those out, including diet ones, can usually make a pretty good impact in reducing your weight. Try to make sure also that the foods you eat don't contain high fructose corn syrup. You'd be surprised just what kind of foods they add it to - foods as basic as bread aren't even spared.
>> Anonymous
>>258579
She's been doing dialysis (peritoneal) for the last 5 years. Transplant's an option, but she has to lose weight first. But when you're physically and literally drained every day, it's hard to get any exercise, so now she mostly just focuses on eating well. It's complicated even further because Dad stopped smoking (YAY!), but he substituted the nicotine addiction for food addiction (BOOO). He gained a shit ton of weight and shows no signs of stopping. He used to wear a 32 in pants. Now he's up to like a 48.

Anyway, enough of my bitching. :)

I don't drink sodas. I never liked sweets, and sodas are way too sweet for me. I do, however, eat a good amount of breads and pastas, which probably are chock-full of HFCS. I never look to see, so thanks for the tip. It's something to look out for.

ah, the old catch-22. My dad's diabetic, so of course he's supposed to eat healthy foods like green leafy vegetables and whatnot, but because of his artificial heart valve, most of them are singled out due to their interactions with the medication he has to take to prevent his body from rejecting the valve, and he is restricted from taking any vitamins to compensate for that as well. =/

I also have a soft spot for starches (hence the constant snacking on kid's cereal...), but those may also be contributing to your problem, especially if they contain HFCS and are white/bleached/processed. White breads and bleached pastas usually have a high glycemic index (GI), which encourages weight gain and make you feel full for a shorter period of time as compared to foods that have a low GI like fruit, fish, etc.

female here. i think you look great.
