Hello /fit/, I require your omniscience.

I, surprise, surprise, need help figuring out how to lose weight. I'm not too fatt (5'8" 174 lbs, but I am more concerned with burning fat in certain parts of my body. These parts I need to burn fat in are: my man-boobs, gut, ass, and tights.

What would be the most effect exercise for burning off fat in these areas?

Thanks

>I have been cutting my caloric intact by a lot

I hope you're not cutting too much.
Protip: Cutting too many calories from you diet causes your body to go into what people like to call "starvation-mode" where you basically store up fat because your body thinks you're gonna need it
Burning calories through exercise is significantly better than not eating the calories at all

Jogging's great. So is biking. Aerobics, dancing, skating... Get the idea?
Basically anything that makes you sweat and gets your heart rate pumping.

No. Only subtle, minor changes to my diet. I haven't been starving>>9113
myself, but have been eating smart.

anything that gets you moving. it's going to be tedious/boring work, so bring something to keep your mind entertained. mp3 player usually does the trick. get some high bpm music on it and set up a playlist so you don't have to look at it.

music has that tendency to affect peoples moods, so a higher bpm song could get you mentally pumped up and help you push yourself further, without even realizing it.
just like listening to classical music helps people focus. lullabies help you relax, etc.

That's good.
I wasn't assuming you were literally starving yourself, but even if let's say you went from a 3,000 calorie diet to 1,600 your body would freak out and think you got lost in the desert and wants to store your fat to live off of.
