Anyone here ever tried it?Every muscle in your body gets exercised.
I like kettlebells. My current gym keeps them locked up and only breaks them out for a class dedicated to using only them, though.When I find a house, and build a home gym, I intend to invest in some kettles, for sure.

They're good as ASSISTANCE exercises, but not something that should be the focus of your lifting. If you're really set on that type of thing, check out crossfit. It's free, and they use them pretty regularly in their workouts.
they are great, you can get a fantastic, upper and lower body, workout in 30 minutes.
