Mostly I've just been an athlete my whole life but I started doing starting strenght two months ago and warrior diet/daily periodic fasting a month ago I'm fucking ripped right now without any significant weight gains but very significant strenght gains. I think my bodyfat has gone down 1% or so which is pretty good because I'm already at the ~10 range
