It's not going to be pure fat. Some of it will be, yes. And some will be muscle.

I just want to get as strong as possible, and the way to do that is to lift really heavy, and eat a lot of food.

Is it healthy? No, it puts a lot of pressure on my body, probably will shorten my lifespan.

Will it accomplish the goals I've set? Well, if everything goes as planned, then yeah, it will.

Honestly? I don't really know how much. I know it will be a small amount, but I know I will get a lot stronger, and be able to lift a lot more weight.

I mean, this is a long, long road to get to where I want to be. I'll probably be in my early 30's / late 20's before I'm really competing. But it's not really about that. It's about going to comps, and being in that atmosphere, and hitting a new pr.

I think what cheezyname is saying is IF/WHEN you want to gain muscle for BEST GAINS you want to have some extra bulk to feed the muscle growth.

The short of it is, if you are getting tired before the end of your workout you should have eaten a LOT more of the right foods.

NOBODY and I repeat NOBODY has said to gourdo out hitting 5 buffets everynight. Even power lifters put thought into thier food intake.
