Im about 140-50 ish and have pretty good leg muscles (i run/walk 2 hrs a day,just because im bored and don't feel like sitting in front of a screen).but I have no upper body strength what so ever(abs pecs,esp arms).I aslo have no money.The only excercise equipment I own is a stationary bike from ages ago,and a pair of 5-25 lb ajustable dumbbells.What excercises do you suggest I do?(I can't buy anything sadly,im paying off tons of shit)pic unrelated
