ok /fit/ its my first time here and I need some help. Im around 6'2, 80 kg ( im in aus dont know in pounds), and not very fit. Im currently cho dan bo (probationary black belt) in taekwondo and have my black belt grading at the end of the year and want to be pretty fit for it. I can last a 2 hour class of TKD when its medium intensity but i want to step it up and work off some man boobs. I havent got a lot of money and need a simple way to get overall fit.tl;dr need fit nao

Step 1) Get a sledgehammer for 10$.Step 2) Get a tire for free.Step 3) Beat the shit out of the tire with he sledgehammer and get a heavier hammer once it gets too easy.Step 4) Do sprints for legs, do uphill sprints for extra resistance.PROFIT!!!!
