Whats the best way to improve my stamina?
I cant run for more than 2 minuets then I have to start walking. How can I train my body to drag that out a little more?

pussy keep running until you puke, if you didn't puke you're not running hard enough. also you can try something called 60/120's sprint for a minute walk for 2. but you have to really sprint for it to work.
