I am a /fa/g (not literally), your friendly neighbour from next door. I'm 5'1" and weigh in at exactly 130lbs. My waist is 27" or so.

If you idiots didn't know, clothes look better on thin people. I don't give a shift about being able to move a bench with ease but I do care about looking good wherever I go.

Anyways, one big thing that I like is nice thin legs. Would cardiovascular running or what have you make my legs thicker or thinner? On one hand I think of soccer players with tree stumps (DO NOT WANT) but on the other I am reminded of black Olympic runners that are stick thin.

I'm already extremely thin in the legs (can wrap my two hands together around any point in my leg right up to my butt) but I'm wondering how running every day would affect that. Thicker or thinner legs? Abdomen? Etc.

and no, calves take alot ALOT of work to grow. they're the HARDEST muscle to enlarge so don't worry about getting monster calves. running 45 mins a day on tread won't do anything for size.
