You need to BURN the FAT while preserving the little muscle you have and without dehydrating yourself (great way to lose 5Kg on a week). Why? Because you can be skinny but at the same time disgustingly weak and flabby. Of course, you will look good but men are going to puke when they are going to touch your skinny full-of-fat body. Therefore, lift some weights and set a goal n bodyfat % terms. On three months, you could lose 6 of fat easily with hard hard work.
