Who needs sunscreen when you can have beautiful skin like this?

That right there, is the best advert EVER against getting too much sun.
Why the hell is that type of pic not used to scare the shit out of people. Tanning salons would go bust!
That is some scary shit!

If you're white, you can probably get away with 20. Unless you're very fair.

Get SPF 15. It blocks out 94% of the UV rays. A much more expensive SPF 30 blocks 97%... Up to you but unless you have lived in a basement all your life...

what SPF should i use to prevent my skin from darkening? seriously when i get tan i look like an orange fool, no matter if it's natural or not, it's better for me to just remain pale

I use Neutrogena (sp?) 45. It's the best I've found, doesn't run into your eyes from sweat, and it's just much better than the cheap shit. I fish at the beach a lot in shorts and a sleeveless shirt and if you're gonna be out and your skin isn't used to it or you're going to be out all day, you should certainly use it, and use it often. If you want a tan, you'll still get a little by reapplying, or if you want to get a lot, put it on 4 hours before you're going to leave and you'll get enough and not be burned.
