dude, i have the same problem...i just switched from like, coke & pepsi to drinking sobe life water and gatorade...its better for you minus the sugar ofc, but the trick is, if u give something up for a decent amount of time, you will eventually forget it. Like, i gave up sweets & cady and stuff like that, and its been so long since ive had chocolate, but if i walk past a candy bar in a grocery isle, im not even tempted slightly b/c i just lost my taste for it. You can train yourself into self-control, its fucking awesome!
