Any ideas on how I can change what I eat? I want to have 5-6 spaced out meals throughout the day. Reason being I'm a skinny 6 ft. motherfucker about 150 lbs who wants to get ripped and shit.

For breakfast I had a banana, a bowl of Cheerios with milk, and orange juice. Had a case of the shits so I didn't feel like eating too much. I had another banana and a muffin before lunch. For lunch I had spinach with some dressing with a couple eggs. In mid-afternoon I had two crossaints and a glass of milk. For dinner I had two plates of a salmon filet with rice, broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. I drink plenty of water throughout the day. At the end of the day (right now) I feel like skimping out on something though I don't feel hungry. What could I eat and when to improve what I'm doing now?
