Hey /fit/,

I'm about 5'10'' and weigh just over 240, maybe 245 nowadays.

I don't look like a lardo titanic disgusting blimp, and I can manage to hold a girlfriend, but I wish to improve my life a little bit as I am still gaining weight at about a pound per month, between 10-15 a year. (I'm 22)

Now, here's the thing -- I'm not willing to give up what I eat, period. I don't eat burgers and shit like that, but nightly I'll toss a steak on the grill and have some rice or noodles with it, shit like that; solid and tasty meals.

That said, what can I do to keep my weight atleast level? Honestly, I'm fine with being a bit chunky, I just don't want to gain more. Any excersize reccomended? I find walking\running boring.

Pic unrelated.

Eat that tasty meal like once or twice a week. If you won't give it up, learn to put exercise into your life, lardass.

As I stated, I'm not really a lardass. I've never really had anyone call me fat, I don't act fat (play sports, can run without being winded, etc.) and girls tend to refer to me as a teddybear rather than a fatass.

Rude post aside, I'm still seeking some advice. If my tasty meal won't work out, what will? I'm not going to eat fucking tofu and lettuce all day, I need my meat, my potatoes, and my pasta daily.

Please note once again, I do not eat fast food or anything disgusting like that.

And I forgot to add to my last post that excersize is exactly what I'm looking for. Something entertaining, or atleast moreso than running.

First, it's spelled exercise. Second, I know what you mean, brother. I like eating whatever the hell I want. --I'm 21, 5'11", and weigh around 160.-- The way I stay fit is with martial arts. Join a school, attend a few times a week, exercise on your off-time, and you'll be able to keep your eating habits.
