Hey /fit/. I'm 17 years old and have 34C breasts, but they sag quite a bit and I'm not sure why, since I always wear bras (except when I go to sleep at night).
Are there any exercises I could do to make them more perky? I'm very self conscious of them.

Also, if I continue my diet/exercise regime, will they shrink? If they do, will they shrink and be more saggy, or less?

can often be strengthened in women. some ? often try hiding that area, sagging inwards to try avoid getting attention there, because they are so self conscious of it. by strengthening those muscles, your posture improve.
