Heya /fit/. I have a skin question.I'm a really pale person, but instead of being pure and white I usually have a slightly purple tinge, and purple spots under my eyes regardless of how much sleep I get. It's mostly in my face - the other parts of my body are usually fine. Is there a food or vitamin that might improve this? Or maybe more exercise?
