I have a weird sleep schedule for work, 2 days I work 2pm to 11pm and the other 3 days I work 8am-5pm. I'm also a night-owl so I usually go to bed around 1am every night, so that means I only get about 5 or 6 hours sleep 3 days a week. I know this isn't conducive to trying to build muscle, so is 6 hours sleep + 2 hour nap as good as a full night of sleep?
