Hey all,I have a question. I run an hour a day and for the last 2 months I've been feeling a clicking sensation at the meeting point of my calcaeus and achilles tendon.I thought I'd get a serious injury by now but like an idiot I just keep doing my hour of running a day and ask myself the entire run if my calcaeus or tendon is going to give...Anyone else experience this? I have a doctor's appointment but it's in 2 weeks since he's really busy/a good doc. Do I stop running till then you think?
Add some rest days and see if it makes a difference.Might be nothing but getting an injury in that area can have pretty long-lasting effects.
