Walk when you wake u, before you eat breakfast. Try walking for a hour, that will start up your metabolism. When you get home do crunches, aim for around 50 the first time, then build it up to 70, 90, 100. Also there is a exercise, dont know the name, but lay down on your back, legs pointing to the ceiling and your hands around your butt. Now try pushing up your butt, work with your abs and not with the hands or legs, this build your lowest ab muscles, you will probably feel this one pretty fast.
If you want mix in some push-ups too, since muscle training eats fat pretty fast.
