Yay my /fit/ is back!

I'm proud to say I haven't drank a soda in a month now!
Working on longer.

Also, if you're going ton more of a healthier diet, is drinking alcohol bad for that diet?
I'm doing the healthy thing, but I do like to party a lot.

Yes, alcohol is horrible. Stay away from beer especially.

Meh, I don't really do beer.
Mostly what's pictured with gatorade or like orange juice.

Red wine might make you look like a faggot, but it's the healthiest of alcoholic drinks.

All alcohol is a poison to your body (that's why you feel drunk) and it takes 1 hour per drink to eliminate it from the body. Your kidneys and liver try to process this first so they ignore all other calories to be burned. So 3 mix drinks with 2 shots in them each and your metabolism basically grinds to a halt for about 6 hours. Cram some fast food in your gullet while you're sloshed that that's going straight to your gut... Although the term is beer belly, it applies to all alcohol. However drinks in moderation (1-2 at actual serving size) help to clean the body out, but if you catch a buzz you pretty much over did it
