Hey /fit/
I think my metabolsim is in turbo mode right now. Ever since I started the 5 small meals a day and HIIT, whenever I eat something I shit it out about 15 minutes later. It's like an unstoppable force.
So how do I stop this, since well, I don't feel like visiting the shitter 5 times a day. And no, I can't hold it in. That's like asking Oprah not to eat a delicious ham sitting infront of her.

You don't, your body is just reacting to the cycle you just went into.

Just like if I don't work out for a week, my body will become sore after the next work out I have because my body got too used to just being complacent. That's why a lot of people give up, they pussy out.

if you eat healthy enough and got your body's metabolism functioning at a high enough level, you will eat food and never go to the bathroom becuz your body will use all the nutrients.

i also do HIIT and have not gone to the bathroom in the last 3 days.
