Good afternoon, mis/fit/s. I should have come to you with this a while ago but it's come to the point where I need any advice: I have no motivation or energy.

I go to school, and certain days feel like I am working my ass off in class. I work out 2 hours a day (Weights + Swim conditioning Mon, Wed; Weights + Salsa, etc class Tues, Thurs.) plus I walk a lot around campus. I am usually tired as fuck when I get done with my day, and sometimes it drags onto the next day and affects my performance.

Any recommendations? I'm eating my oatz and meatz and proteinz, but it sometimes feels like I need to eat moar.
