help me :(
you ever get that feeling if you haven't lifted for a while and you're starting to get soft? that's where i am multiplied by 30. i hyperextended my thumb playin rugby and i'm unable to use my hand for weightlifting. can't do pushups or anything. i can do pullups with a bear claw type grip, but it still fucking hurts. how can i work out my upper body with a fucked thumb?

back squats and front squats u dont need thumbs. i fact u can cut off ur hands if u do frnt squats

Do front squats with the crossed arm position (rather than the rack position used in the clean & jerk).
