I suppose this isn't the right place for this, but I just did 10 push-ups and there was a ripping/cracking noise coming from my shoulder. Is this anything to get worked up about or is it nothing big? anyone else ever have this problem? Thanks.

Does it hurt? If yes, then did you warm up any way at all? Or did you just all of a sudden decide to do 10 push ups?

I randomly do 10 thoughout the day, my girlfriends favorite part of me is my chest, it didnt hurt but it sounded horrible

As a kid I was enrolled in ballet for ten years. The joints in my knees and ankles do the same thing for me because of the multiple strains and the cartilage not being able to grow properly.

This might be something completely different, but it could just be a weak joint because of previous abuse.

Now try leaping in point shoes.

My shoulders used to do that too until I started working out more. My best guess is my back was weak and I was sorta hanging my body instead of supporting it correctly.

Do some deadlifts and squatz.
