Hey, this is my first post here. Pic is me after working out for one month doing a modified version of stronglifts. I eat 400-500 extra calories & do squats, deadlifts, pullups, pushups, overhead press three sets of seven, bicycle kicks, & various plyometric exercises.

i don't have a before pic, but i've gained 4 pounds of what looks like almost entirely muscle.

question is, do i look like i'm gaining proportionately? i don't want to end up looking like one of those curls for the gurls guido failures when i hit my target of 150.

also, i need info on cutting. when do i do it? how do i go about losing fat but not muscle? how long do i do it for?

ps: i know my pecs look uneven, but they aren't. i'm just shit at posing because i've never had a body worth posing.

thanks in advance.

man titties...I was joking obviously it's not going to give you a gyno but its still not as good as whey. It is defintely estrogenic. They make lactose free i think you just have to get isolate which is the most expensive but always lactose free

Fried bean balls is now the correct response to vegans though :)
