my routine was this:
monday: bench, incline, overhead press
wed: squat, lunges, clean, deadlift
friday: pullups, roman chair sit ups, reverse pushups, good mornings.
that's it. 6 reps for the bigger lfits, 12 for others. 3 sets. i got size, strength, and all the other goodies. so quit wasting your time working out for 1.5 hours you fucking wasteful faggots.
