You might have a colon-disease that makes your uptake of nutrition much less effective. Go see a doctor. Srsly!
Also, it might be that you are not moving at all, so your metabolism might be super-slow, hardly taking up anything from your food. Start exercising, stop eating junk food. Even if you don't get obese, it's still not healthy (vitamins, colesterol, etc). Still, go see a doctor about this.
