>>388540 Seriously, don't ask me, i have no idea how i've lost all the weight, as i said before, i didnt plan to lose weight, i just somehow magicly started eating a bit less, then i decided to pop on the weighing scale and i lost liek 10 kilo's, i was like, lulz. from that point i was like, kay i can do this, and i started eating less on purpose ( aka diëting), just cutting out candy/soda, did that all the way down to 96 i think, then i got hospitalized for 3 months and went down to 87 ( cant really give you info on that part, we basicly just had 3 meals a day and nothing else), then i lost the last 10 kilo's still by just not eating soda/candy, and putting more veggies on my dinnerplate. nowadays i do cardio 4 times a week ( distance running) and 6 small meals throughout the day to maintain this weight. so yeah, i think the biggest part was, that i didnt plan to lose weight, so even if i did eat a bit more on a day, i wasnt liek "omg i fail Q_Q".. So yeah, just doing that, and in a year i lost 52 kilo's
