Sigh. You guys, seriously. If you want to overload yourself on metabolism boosters, do what the anorexic chicks do.
Drink ice water, coffee, and green tea- at least six times a day for the caffiene and five glasses of water a day. Eat nothing but pickles, celery, low fat yogurt, cottage cheese, shirataki noodles, and spinach.
Eat less than 1000 calories per day.
tl;dr metabolism boosters and appetite suppressants- for the unhealthily obsessed.
