hi fit, im 6'1 175 pounds, im in decent shape and have been trying to gain as much muscle as possible for the past couple of months(cut out cardio only do max lifts 6 sets of 6 rep(except for abs and forearms)).but anyway my questionEver since I was a kid my shoulder blades have stuck out(winged scapula), Ive been trying to fix this problem by doing alot of stuff for my back (bar rows, pulldowns, pullups(Can do 4 haha)). Since ive gained weight they dont quite look like they used to but they still stick out, any advice on what exercises will fix this or am I screwed with some genetics shit?
