So, stupid problem. I'm normal weight for my height and age and all that, but I have really flabby thighs. Really gross flabby thighs.

Tomorrow I'm going to buy a bike. Will this help at all?

if guy, we have the same problem biking may tighten your thighs

so it won't flatten like pudding when you sit down, but for overall size you probably can't change that unless you're fat.

Weight training. Putting some muscle in those thighs will give them a firmer feel and look.

Run and do squats. My genetics stores almost all my fat on my thighs (as most people do), and I did rowing as my only source of cardio for a long, long time. Thus, fat thighs. I've been doing light running for a month now, and squats twice a week, and already notice a big difference.
