/fit/, I've lost control with eating lately and my body seems to have forgotten what a normal portion/meal is. Can you guys give me some advice for decent-sized meals or what-have-you?
Oh man, this chart is awesome.Somebody told me that it takes like 10-20 minutes for you to feel full; so I guess maybe you should eat slowly.

Drink lotta water when you eat and you will feel full quicker
