Sup, fit/,

I have a knee condition, a heart condition, and sports induced asthma. I can't do steps, play sports anymore, or anything too hardcore, or else. I'm not fat- I'm 5'2, at 124 lbs (which is still about ten pounds more than I would like), but what I need to know is: how can I lose a layer of flab on my stomach/arms/thighs without killing myself?

I don't eat fast food, junk food, or candy. I don't drink soda. I eat about 1000 calories a day, but I can't get rid of the layer of flab. It's making me self-conscious, and unhappy, and I want to go to the beach this year! Please help.

1000 Calories a day?

That is way too fucking little. How did you manage to get fat on that?

Try going out for a walk a few times a day. Don't need to burn a lot of calories since you don't take in any

It's only a recent thing, last 5 or 6 months. Before that, before my body got so fucked up, I played pretty hardcore sports, and ate a lot for energy and such. Going from that to no exercise at all totally screwed me up.

That's to be expected. "Hey, how come my body noticed I'm starving?"

I can't eat more than that. My stomach shrunk, so I get sick if I over eat.

I know. :/ My grandmother made fun of me for "being older than she is." WUT.

I just really want to lose this layer of flab, so that I can go to the beach without feeling self-conscious. I do crunches, 50 a day, but while I can feel abs starting underneath the flab, it's still not going away.

Besides walking, it there anything else I can do? Like I mentioned, I eat fairly healthy, just not a lot, and I drink a lot of water, so as far as food goes, I'm good.

suck it up and ride a bike or jog or swim.

crunches will not remove fat from any specific area, nor will any exercise

Ask your fucking doctor. We don't know what kind of heart condition you have, or how serious your asthma is to be able to suggest an appropriate activity.

You have to work it up. Begin slowly, just have a little more. This will take time, this cannot be fixed in 1 meal.

Anyways the best way to fix this problem is to EXERCISE more. This will increase your energy needs, and you will burn through that food faster.

You need at least 400 calories more per day, probably 500. (Depends precisely on your age). Google BMR.
