This story spans over a pretty long period (around 1.5 weeks). My throat was a little sore, I had a fever, and was really tired.

I got an antibiotic prescribed (biaxin). I took it for a few days but threw up a few times (the doc told me it's pretty hard on the stomach.)

So I get a new antibiotic (amoxacillin). 30 mins or so after I take it my entire body bursts out into an itchy hellstorm and I get super lightheaded and throw up a few times, then call the doc. She said to take some benedryl. I take it and lay down for around an hour, then throw up some terrible medicine flavored hot puke.

My fevers been gone for around 3 or 4 days now, but now my throat is killing me. Way worse than before. I can swallow but it's a bitch, and makes sleeping hell. I've been gargling some herb stuff my mom gave me a few times and it eases the pain for a little bit but then just comes back.

I've been using an off-the-shelf chloraseptic to help with the throat pain when i'm sleeping but it only lasts for like 10 minutes.

I don't think biaxin does anything specifically for the throat (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Biaxin). Do I need to get a new antibiotic or should I just try and wait this throat pain out? (Don't have a fever anymore)

ASK A DOCTOR.

Also: dolo dobendan. No idea if they sell it under that name where you live but I don't care. If you're too stupid to go visit a doctor you don't deserve better.

You need to see a doctor about your allergic reaction to amoxicillin.
You have a throat infection. The location is probably lower in your throat, which is why the chloraseptic doesn't last long.
Keep taking the Biaxin, make sure you keep it down and drink plenty of water when you drink it. Avoid any citrus fruit or citrus drinks, no soda either. Tea with honey should help with some of the throat stuff too. Go heavy on the honey, but make sure you won't choke on it. Honey's also an antibiotic and will rub directly into the infected area. It's safe and has been used in heart surgery so no worries.
Just stick it out. You have a bad infection. I had a similar one this last month. I stupidly let it become an ear infection(by picking in my ear at something that was stuck in it) and now I'm on a second round of antibiotics for being dumb.
Infections on antibiotics tend to clear up 7-10 days.
Next time, ask for a Z-pack. Those kick ass.

You are allergic to penicillin. Amoxicillin is a synthetic variation. If you keep taking it you may end up dying due to anaphylactic shock. Stop taking it immediately. Have your doctor look into fluroquinolones (cipro, avelox) or some of the more conventional antibiotics like doxycycline, azithromycin.

Digestive problems is the early warning of antibiotic intolerance and allergy. Potentially very dangerous, even lethal.

You know why it isn't working? Because you don't have a bacterial infection. It's viral.

Mononucleosis fucker! Welcome to two weeks of hell, and another month of fatigue.
