/fit/, I don't get it. For the past 6 months I've done nothing physically exerting. Nothing at all.I walk a total of 150 steps in an average day. Yet today, I was able to play tennis for 3 strait hours and barely break a sweat. Is this going to hit me like a ton of bricks tomorrow? Or was everything my highschool gym teacher telling me a load of shit?

My friend can do treadmill forever but he can't cycle worth a damn. I can't run for shit yet I can cycle forever. We all have our stuff

Enjoy not being able to walk tomorrow.

6 months isn't too bad if you were fairly fit before. And there are some people who are just naturally athletic. Tennis isn't to high-impact, so you might feel it in your legs and wrists tomorrow, but nothing unbearable.

OP, if you are still conscious, make sure you sleep near a phone. I did something like that once, I played baseball with a few friends who managed to drag me out of my house. I have never felt closer to death than when I woke up the next morning.
