Okay, so I'm short (5'1) and I'm not really well versed in seeing someone and being able to guess their weight accurately. How much do I need to weigh to look hot? (kinda like the picture)

I used to be 150 and think "Well, if I'm 125, I should have decent thighs and a nice stomach," but, four months later, I don't. I feel like I'm just as fat as I was at 150. I don't want to be chasing a number only to find out that, once I'm there, I'm still not happy...so what should I aim for, approximately?

I don't want all this, "Your weight is good the way it is," I just want to be able to compare myself to a picture of a hot girl and calculate the difference so I know what my goal, numerically, is and how close I am to getting there.

Losing the weight by exercise is not enough to look good, you will look like a boney anorexic druggy.

Since you are a women, I'd do heaps of Lunges, Squats, some push ups, leg ups etc. Just look for those type of exercises.

As a women, you want to tone your legs, ass, hips as much as possible, and your upper body not soo much besides your stomach.

It's usually hard for a girl to gain muscular weight (not as many natural anabolic hormones as men and all that), and I've found that the most attractive female bodies are just thin (not unrealistically so) and I couldn't really care whether they have muscle or not. I expect most girls don't care if they have muscle or not either.

That said, I think it also has to do a lot with the shape of your body and how you hold your weight. If you still look fat/average/mediocre, whatever, then you'd probably benefit just from a tight diet. Don't overdo it on cardio. You might want to lift heavy things, but it's not always particularly necessary for women. It's easy for them to look good just from having a thin frame.

I am 5'1 and 115. I do lunges up and down the bleachers of a football stadium three times a week and twice a week run around the field. I am not really muscular, but my thighs and butt are slim.

I think you'd look good at around 100 lbs. I'm your height at 92, but I'm skinny with no ass and have a small build. If you've got a bigger frame, 110 would look good I'm guessing.

Look, the reality is, you will NEVER get a figure like that girl without a high ribcage and severe weight loss that cuts down to the underlying muscle. These girls aren't showing muscle because they work out, they're showing wasted limp muscle under their wasted layer of skin.

Going for lower weight to expose underlying wasted muscle is NOT a good idea, it's cheating and it's pretty pathetic.

Remember that girls in editorial tend to lie about their weight by 5 pounds, and there is a lot of shooping involved. Just forget about looking like pixels and rethink your goals to see what you think will look good on yourself. At 150 pounds, you're only trying to redistribute the weight, not trying to lose it.

Yeah, because that thigh shape is totally the results of working out your lower body more. That's what I love about fake tan - it acts like some sort of permanent fooundation so all your saggy bumps miraculously look "toned".
