Hey /fit/small problem. I have no problem working out, or biking/jogging, what ever, its just, i cant seem to kick the bad foods.advice?

eat shit that fills you up. eat a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, drink some whey protein with your lunch and dinner. eat a lot of salads and fruits.
