Is it bad if I eat something "unhealthy" once in a while? I know there's a cheat day I should use, but I just kind of stopped eating all my favorite foods abruptly (potato chips, chocolate, etc). My diet consists of various vegetables (asparagus, mushrooms, corn, peas, potatoes), meat (either in pasta, or cooked on barbecue, but never fast food), and my carbs come from rice and pasta. I don't need fried stuff anymore, or fish.
But every once in a while (I've been doing this for a couple of weeks) I'd get a huge fucking craving for a donut or something, and I kind of resist. I haven't had any snacks since I started.
