Hey /fit/

So I'm thinking I need to reduce the amount of carbs I'm eating throughout the day as it is almost certainly too much.

Problem is, I'm on a budget and they are a cheap way to make me feel full.

I eat pretty much the same thing every day, heres my normal daily diet:

Breakfast : Porridge, a teaspoon of sugar, a glass of water and a multivitamin

Lunch : Wholemeal sandwiches with wafer think chicken, two apples.

Dinner : Rice, Chicken, mushrooms, brocolli/cauliflower

And thats pretty much it.

it really depends on how tall you are,and how much you weigh.your activity level is important too.thats actually not a lot of food,your probobly coming in under 2000 calories which is really low.but it depends what your goals are
