How do I gains teh weight?
(Eating Habits -
Breakfast 6AM - usually skip or have cream cheese on bread or someshit
Lunch 11AM - school lunch, chicken sandwich and mcdonalds fries
Food 3PM - random lunch including some form of meat usually and a salad
Food 8 to 9PM - some kind of meat/sandwich, iono
Then a random midnight snack before i head to bed)

Breakfast is the most important god damn meal, I eat 2 eggs and oatmeal (100% real oats) with dried fruits. Try that. Eat way moar animal products; chicken, eggs, steak, lamb shanks, milk, etc.

Count your calories, and take in 3000-3500 every day between 6 meals. Yes, 6 meals a day.
