It is almost summer vacation and I have decided to stop being a lazy person and start hitting the gym. I don't eat a fuck ton like a cow and I don't exercise a whole lot (walk 10-20 minutes a day to my classes). I was wondering how much I should gain by % of total body weight, and what I should look for in a protein mix.

Maybe you should say how much you weigh or something...

Why do you need to gain weight then? If you are already kinda fat, protein shakes and 'bulking up' is just going to make you fatter. Just fucking exercise.

I'm 6'2 and around 180lb cut atm, you'll want to be looking for a protein mix that has no soy:P I personally like low carb metabolic drive, but it's expensive, so any other mixes are good (biotest also have a good product called GROW! Whey protein, which I like because of the mix of proteins).

You should aim to be 200lb with a bit of abdominal definition, once you're that big, decide where to go.

I'm aiming for 250lb before I cut, personally:p

No set amount.
If you do something like west side for skinny bastards, eat atleast 3,000 calories and 200g of protein, you'll grow.
