So I was groundfighting the other day, and had my elbow hyperextended to the point where two loud cracks were heard. The physio guy said it was slipped cartilage and after a few weeks of gay rehab work he said I was fixed. My elbow would still click whenever I did push ups or weight etc. so my parents' weird asian friends insisted I go to some dodgy asian chiropractor guy who yanked at my arm and apparently 'fixed' it. Again. So I lay off the exercise for a few more weeks, being a bit of a lazy fuck. I finally got back to excercise again yesterday (P90X Chest and Shoulders lol) and now my elbow clicks when I just move my arm. Is this bad? What can I do to get it back to normal??tl;dr: hyper extended elbow, after physio, clicks when I move it. Will I be able to live a long normal healthy life?
why didnt you just tap out . you whiny arrogant fuck
>>274133Shit happens. I didn't tap out quick enough, he put it on too fast etc etc

This happened about a year into my training.Ok, so I take it this is completely normal and I'm just being a whiny cunt?
>>274192maybe not normal, but a whiny cunt nonetheless. If it doesn't hurt, I wouldn't worry about it.When you get your shoulder dislocated for the first time from a keylock, then you can cry.
You should of tapped, its not the fucking Olympics dipshit.
