oh hi fit

Wondering, I'm looking to cut away fat after bulking up a bit. The last time I did this I lsot a loot of muscle, what is the best way (if any) to cut down fat quickly, and maintain my muscle mass.

What do you usually do to cut?
If you're eating less, ou might want to try eating the same, but throwing in more cardio.
