I've been working out for about a month now, dropped about five pounds and shown some marked improvement in lost inches etc. etc.

Question though, if I wanted to add in supplements to help fat reduction and general weight loss, which would you recommend?

all the fat-burning supplements out there are honestly not going to help you unless you're an IFBB pro who is desperately trying to shed down to 3% bodyfat from 5%.

yeah, fat loss supplements don't do much at all. just stick with your workout program and make sure to push yourself. it takes time, just be patient
