Ok so I'm in my 2nd week of stronglifts. Unless I missed something, the website only says to exercise once every 2 days, ie 48 hours between workouts. Can I work out every 2 days; 3 days 1 week, 4 days next week, etc? Or do I have to only do it 3 days every week?
Just do it three days a week, so if Friday is the 3rd day then you best fucking push hard to earn them 2 days rest.
Monday, wednesday, friday.You need to let muscles recover, if you are seriously working out you don't need to do it every day.

>>406712Exactly, I don't think you'll suffer if you take Saturday and Sunday off then come back and start over on Monday.If your doing stronglifts right then you should get pretty wrecked anyways.
