hey /fit/since it is winter, I have been running/jogging in my college's REC center. i do not know why, but (since the past couple times of running) I have been getting sore throats for over three days after running/jogging. this has happen three times in a rowjust asking for advice/help or remedies
Dry air. Think of it as chapping the membranes in the throat. Try running with a mask or scarf over your mouth; it will help trap moisture and humidify the air you breathe.
