Hey /fit/I need some help. I have been on a strict diet for the lastfew months. I was at 210 pounds, and now I am downto 175, but it seems with my diet and all the runningand lifting I do, I can NOT for the life of me lose anymore!I have increased intensity as much as I can take, butagain nothing is working. Is it a problem that I havebeen overweight since i was around 14, I don't seeWHY this would be one but I thought I would mentionit.any ideas???
how did you go from 210 to 175 and how long?
lower your calorie intake a bit if you're excersising as much as you can already
almost exact same situation as you OP except I broke through my plateauI doubled my cardio on the stationary bike, did some tataba, and lifted, also did plenty of squats

Just keep doing what you're doing. If the weight is mostly fat, just lower your caloric intake.
