Hey /fit/

In order for me to build more muscle mass and bulk up, Im instructed to eat about 5 or 6 meals a day... 5 or 6 a DAY?!?!?!

This is insanly difficult for me, because I used to be soemone who only ate 2 meals every 3 days...

Anyone have any quick, easy meal ideas that can help me bulk up?

Pure Protein Bars are my preferred for quick meals.
Roast turkey sandwiches are good and easy to make.
Protein shakes.
