Sup /fit/. I'm afraid I've gone soft around the edges. I used to play water polo in high school, and I was in shape then; but since I've come to Uni (this is my second year), I haven't exercised regularly at all. I'm not fat (6'1" 165lbs on a big frame), I just don't have the toned body I used to. My school has a free gym, so I figure why not put it to use. I'm not looking for xbox muscles, I just don't want to have a soft stomach anymore. If I exercise three to four times a week, for say an hour, how long would it take me to see an improvement in my physique?
