Ok /fit/, I'm 15 years old, 160 pounds and about 5'11. I am also skinnyfat, and thats my main issue.

Tomorrow I want to start Stronglift's 5x5. How long will it take for me to see a fix in my body and will I survive on 1300 kcal for the day? Also, is there a massive importance in Post workout shakes?

after any help you can offer, I will promptly GTFO.

I only eat healthy shit as it is, I drink 3 liters of water a day. When you say 'Take Protien twice a day' would this be in a Pre/Post Workout form?

And is HIT as Effective as HIIT? I find it much easier to do HIT.
