Hey champs, I got a couple of quick questions:

Is it good to work out at night? I was planning on doing my workout then walking home and sleeping within 30 mins - 1 hour after being done working out.

Also, what should I be eating for lunch? I've been eating a lot of processed meats and I want to move away from that. What do you eat for lunch?

Any reply is helpful, I'm a noob. Thanks

I'm not certain, but I've heard that working out right before sleep can mess with your nervous system so as to make it harder to sleep soundly. Also, the benefit of increased metabolic rate from exercise is wasted.

For lunch, I eat a bunch of fruit and some oats, because it's dead easy to transport to work.
