what do you guys eat throughout the day? i always see this thread at the worst times and can't note the info in them. i'm most curious about what you guys have for lunch.

for breakfast i mix and match all these,leaving some out and whatnot:
raisins, peanuts, oatmeal, nonfat yogurt, apples, egg whites, apple sauce.. pretty much covers it.

lunch is almost the same as breakfast..:
raisins, peanuts, nonfat yogurt, apples, sandwich (organic whole wheat bread, cheese, and a slice of turkey), apple sauce

and for dinner i almost always have:
chicken, tons of veggies, and a potato. sometimes i swap wheat pasta for the potato.


i really don't care about taste or if i eat the same things every day. any comments on what i eat are welcome, and post what you eat to give me some ideas! my goal is just healthy eating in general.

breakfast: protein shake w/ soy milk, 30g of protein

lunch: a 2 egg omelet with veggies and ketchup, and a wrap with cheese and veggies. dessert is soft serve or something sweet that is light.

noon meal: another protein shake with soy milk, 30g of protein.

night: something like a PB&J or soup, light stuff.

that's about it, sometimes i cheat and have some chocolates throughout the day, or if I work out too hard I'll throw in an extra protein scoop.

I'm in college, so it's kinda tough to get much healthy food because of the meal plan where I am. I usually go with an omelet with cheese and veggies or a bowl of cereal and a half grapefruit for breakfast.
Lunch tends to be a tossup, usually either a grilled chicken sandwich with cheese and buffalo sauce or a Subway sandwich. Sometimes though, I skip lunch entirely because I take ADD meds that kill my appetite.
Dinner is usually pasta of some sort or pizza and a big salad.
I drink milk, juice, and coffee for the most part. I only have soda a few times a week. I snack on fruit and the occasional candy bar in between meals.

breakfast i eat wheatbix or oats
morning snack is sultanas or a banana
lunch is chicken with rice/salad/lebanese bread or salad
afternoon snack is sultanas or a banana (opposite of the morning)
tea is normally what my mum makes, so it's either beef, or steak, or some sort of meat

And all of it is in my 3000cals allowance.
