I'm on a push/pull mon/tue thurs/fri program at the moment.

Last tuesday I managed 3x5 pullups (which is good for me I'm only starting)

Anyway, today my lats are still sore and I'm wondering should I do my workout anyway????

pullups, deadlifts, b/o rows and abs

So even if I'm weaker than I was on Tuesday, it will still be beneficial? I don't think I'll manage 3x5 again.

I'm doing pullups, deadlifts, b/o rows and abs, so yes lats will be worked in the pullups mostly and some in the rows.

So you reckon don't do it?

OP here. I could only manage 4x4x3 pullups this time. Is this normal?
