In the mornings, I'm never hungry, but I have a little bowl of whatever high fiber cereal I have around, and some fat free skim milk. It's at most 250 calories. Question is, should I still be eating in the morning even though I'm not hungry? I just heard it's good to start your metabolism.

morning is the time to eat whatever the fuck you want, like cake, and ice cream, and snacks and sweet treats.....take it normal for breakfast and eat like veggies and fruits only for dinner
