>>385054 maybe the manufacturer is exaggerating the amount of b12 they put in. or they're using a phony substitute chemical that's tests true for b12 but isn't really. also, real b12 is created by bacteria. read some vegeterian literature about b12 and you'll hear charges that the kind added to food is biologically worthless. it does nothing.
also if you're a big person, your less vulnerable to that. if you're an 80 lbs woman that might be too much b12...
