Mustards usually have very few calories. I mix some garlic powder into mine for extra deliciousness. Tomatoes and greens are fine too, as is a touch of malt vinegar. Ketchup is almost invariably full of corn syrup. Pic is also a good option (5 cal per tablespoon, but you probably won't need that much unless you're a spice addict like me).
