Just came back. Since I started doing pistols last week my squat went from 305 to 325 in one session. Now I only have to go up 175 more until I can squat double my weight.

My morning workout is the same every morning. Rest dat or not. Wake up, jerk off morning wood (Forearms, grip), take a shower (Full body), then sit around (Back.)

Actually, I woke up, did a reverse pushup pyramid of wide grip, then a bunch of pullups, then walked 2 miles to work. In the pitch dark because it was 5:30 am.

What does /fit/ recommend for starting on pull ups? I'm still pretty overweight (215, 5' 11, trying to get to 180). I can barely do 1. I don't want to set any goals yet until I can do at least 10. Are there any helpful exercises that you recommend that will help me do pullups? I lift pretty frequently, but my main goal is to lose weight. Discuss please.
