No Sleep Guy
So, to make things easier. I'm going to compress everything I said, into a rules to live by list. I know this seems batshit insane, but it will help you. It helped me, and I used to NOT Sleep. For days at a time.
Get off the fucking computer Go to bed at a reasonable hour. No late night bullshitting ( Ya, cya 4chan.) Try melatonin if you need something natural to get to sleep with Wank/Excercise/Any type of stimulation EARLY Don't eat before bed, unless it makes you sleepy (Cheeses, warm milk etc) No Artificial Light. No Ambient noise. Take away all distractions. Set your fucking alarms. Wake up when you don't have to. After a while, it'll become second nature. You will be a ton more productive. There is no excuse to staying up late. Anything done late, could be done early. Read before bed, preferably something that makes you exhausted ( Deep shit, maybe some Dostoyevsky)
