Alright fit, I pose a query. I've been trying to lose some weight by watching what I eat. Since I've started, I've tried to cut out all sodas/drinks with High Fructose Corn Syrup, canned foods and greasy, nasty food. Because of my kind of erratic work schedule it's hard for me to get at a regular time or really work out. My day pretty much goes as follows:

Wake up (10ish)- Eat a granola bar.

Go to work and eat a salad (2-3ish)

Grab a smoothie from Jamba Juice (6ish)

Home (10ish) Cook dinner (usually lean ground beef, tuna, maybe cold cuts)

sleep 2am.

Any suggestions on how to improve this by dieting? I'm trying to lose my flabby gut =/

You need to add some more food at 11am something and at 8pm. Light meals. So you keep your metabolism up.
