I would say a safe bet (my personal trainer told me this) is 7 days before you begin to lose ground, of course diet, genetics (including hormone levels), and conditioning will affect this

i bench, squat 3x a week, and deadlift 1x a week, goodmornings 2-3x per week.

its all about developing work capacity. those who usually train once per week have shit work capacity

Depends on your loading parameters.

If you're doing low volume figure about five to ten days depending on the level of intensity.

If you just finished some retardedly high volume/high intensity program (smolov comes to mind) you'll continue getting stronger for a couple weeks as you recover.
