What vitamins or general supplements would you reccomend for daily or weekly use to boost overall health?I'm female and in my teens, and have quite an active lifestyle, but I have problems with fatigue and wonder what vitamins will also keep my skin and hair healthy.
get some vitamin b and iron to help with fatigue

vitamin D is always good, helps with calcium absorption. Also taking fish oil is good for your hair
Whey protein does wonders for the body. I never got a disease again since i take whey.
