16 years of age, 5 foot 6-7, 145 pounds, enough arms and shoulder tone to be considered in shape

But i'm terribly un-fit. Haven't been physically active in 2-3 years. How did i got fit? i need something i can be assed to actually do, just looking to increase overall stamina and energy

So, jogging? SQUATZ?
