Hey /fit/.I'm 5'9, 168lbs, I know that's not technically overweight, but I have visible fat covering my abs, I do occasional cardio and HIIT, but was thinking of taking up swimming again, as I used to go twice a week, would this be helpful?Just to add, my diet is pretty damn good, and I weight train 4 days a week, morning and afternoon; so once I shift the fat, I should uncover a nice set of abs hopefully.Thanks in advance.Pic not related : Digimon for the lulz
