Hello /fit/

I started lifting weights about 2 weeks ago and I've noticed a increased in acne, like 4 times more than I usually have. Should I stop lifting weights for awhile? I lift every other day.

Lifting weights increases testosterone. Hormonal change could be the cause of the acne.
