I have a question for the miss/fits/ who run. I've gotten cramps (menstrual cramps..) after doing HIIT twice now... not on my period or anything and its happened on two different weeks and I still haven't gotten my period (its not missed, its on its normal cycle). I don't normally get cramps, especially when I'm not on my period.

I'm wondering if this is normal or if I should tell my doctor.

Any males who happen to have ovaries or know anything would be fine.

It's not normal, but I doubt that the cramps are in any way related to your period. Did you eat before you did the HIIT?

I don't think the first time I had anything to eat before hand. I might've, just don't remember.
