You'll find it easier to first bulk up on muscle and than lose the fat or vice-versa.
It's possible to do both at the same time but it's definitely easier and more efficient to do it one step at a time.
Also, more power to you and all that, but why would you want to become a testosterone-riddled no-tits body builder bitch? Maybe try crossfit or something, you'd become stronger, fitter, and you'd look better.
