I did 3 sets of leg lifts 2 days ago, and my entire stomach/ab area is still fucked.

I barely feel situps/crunches anymore, but I sure as hell felt the leglifts.

Should I do solely leglifts from now on?

Situps/crunches=upper abdominals.

Leg lifts=lower abdominals.

If you can "barely feel" crunches and situps...then do a ton more. Do like 4x20 instead of something like 3x10.

And don't freaking STOP doing other ab exercises...just add them into your routine.

Try to do bicycle crunches or reverse crunches after your squats you'll feel them.

Leg lifts do NOT train lower abdominals. You train hip flexors that lie beneath the lower part of the abdomen.
