HI /fit/
i started trying to bulk up about 2 months ago. So far it's been going great, while i haven't noticed any visual changes i can now lift more for longer and have felt the need to eat a shitload more, which i have been doing.

What i have been doing is working every muscle group i can every second day. I know the usual is to work one set one day and another the next and so on. Is there any major disadvantage in doing it my way?

Also i've been trying to push myself more and more, it feels great but the next day my muscles are jelly. Is it bad to do this much, and also is it bad to work out on muscles that are still slightly sore from two days before?

working out every 2nd day is good,
full body every 2nd day is good if you're a beginner, if you haven't been working out for 1 year you're a beginner.
full body workouts are superduper, and you must always go all the way, when your sore the next workout it's a good thing, just warm up your muscle so the soreness dissappears.

You'll start noticing visual changes when you start to look good an realize you didn't look good earlier.

Also. If you have flab it's harder to notice.
