bad cholesterol Anonymous
hi again /fit/
I was very sick lately and i had a lot of blood tests, and the result was that i have a very high TSH and my thyroid is completely fucked up. I weight just 105 lbs and my height is 5.4"... and i have a bad cholesterol of 321!

so /fit/, i have a date with an specialist in... two months, and i want to get my cholesterol low... almost a little. I eat like all people of my age does (normal house food+some junk food+don't eating at all some days due to college) and i want to change my diet into a most healthy one, but i (really) don't want to lose weight.
Any recommendations?

Same as anyone else.

Nuts, meat, vegetables, milk, cottage cheese, yogurt, berries, oats, eggs, flax seeds.

Try eating 2000cals a day and if you start losing weight (Weigh yourself at the end of each week) then add 200cals a week until you reach where you want to be.

Goodluck.

To add to this post:

Do HIIT sprints or something equivalently taxing for 10min 3x a week on non-consecutive days.

Assuming you're inactive since you didn't mention anything.
