In an attempt to stay awake all day to finish my projects, I drank an entire large premium coffee from McDonalds (I don't buy anything from there but coffee).

It was a bad decision from the start.
My stomach is hurting like a bitch and I feel nauseous and I want to throw up- but can't.

Is it normal to feel sick after taking in lots of sugars? Or is it just McDonalds?

Well, you ate no food, and you drank a hyooge coffee.

coffee is pretty unhealthy, and mcdonalds coffee is no different. I'd say what happened is to be expected.

oh alright then. Thanks.

Coffee isn't unhealthy. McDonald's, however, probably packs it full of sugar and some kind of artificial flavoring. Next time, make your own.

that's like your opinion dude.
For me coffee means: Tampering with heart rate and blood pressure, hurting stomach and awesome nasty shits.
Tldr: I can't drink coffee at all.

I drink coffee fine, as long as it is Starbucks or my own. Fast food coffee is full of shit to make it cheap and tasty. Starbucks is coffee + whole milk and you can request skim. It is preferable to getting it elsewhere.
