Muscle Milk Anonymous
On most days, I chug about 12 oz of whole milk or skim(depends on if I'm stacking or cutting) with two scoops of muscle milk. Is this a good bedtime routine y/n?

take casein protein before bed. digests slower so that you don't go catabolic in your sleep. and muscle milk has a shit ton of worthless calories - especially when you take it with milk. but it is delicious

look a the calorie content of skim vs. whole. The difference? Negligible. In fact, your body prefers carbs first for energy, so skim may be less apt to "cut" with. Suggesting buttermilk.

Also, if you feel good when you sleep and strong when you wake, yes, it's good. If you feel like shit or are getting fat, then no.

also that testosterone think is true, but unimportant. Testosterone isnt what makes you fight better, adrenaline does. Testosterone just makes you more aggressive, which may not be that good, in society, and in a fight, where you might lose yoru focus. Those ancients were dumb.

Don't mix protein with milks. Only mix it with water, that way it digests faster. It's also better for your metabolism.
That protein doesn't look very trustworthy.
