Hot bath with some bath salt. Also if you can do it full body relaxation:
1) in a dark room lay down on bed on back with legs spread apart so feet are lined up with shoulders, and arm are by your side spread slightly out. Kind of like you are just starting a snow angel 2) Slowly envision your muscles relaxing from your feet up. Go slow and don't move up your body until your previous area is somewhat relaxed. 3) I find light music to help, but some say sensory deprivation is the key. 4) After 30 minutes of this if you did it correctly you should be better, or you might fall asleep, if you fall asleep you will wake up feeling great. 5) You might not be able to lie perfectly still for the first time but after a while you will get better. 6) If a part of your body starts falling asleep like your hands it usually isn't a problem, but if you are laying down funny you might be cutting circulation.
This is actually the start to a self hypnosis session but I find self hypnosis to be full of shit but the relaxation and mental calmness this exercise can create is worth the effort.
