/fit/, diagnose my sleep craziness.Insomnia's been whacking me upside the head repeatedly the past few months. I've taken to using Unisom (over-the-counter drowsiness pill, basically Benadryl) to get me to sleep, one a night. I've been going to sleep later and later, eventually like 10:00-11:00 AM.This week, though, I had to be up for some early-morning classes, and since around Wednesday, I've been going to bed between 10:00 PM and 2:30 AM.Here's where it gets funny. Every time I go to bed that early, I undersleep severely. Four or five hours if I'm lucky. I've considered taking another pill every night, but I don't know./fit/ - HEALTH and fitness, so can anyone help me out?
