Hello /fit/. I've been doing good lately since I started late January trying to get in shape. I've lost 32 lb so far, and I feel really good and happy. However, the past three days, I've upgraded to doing a slow jog on my treadmill for 60 minutes. I get pretty tired, but I can usually pull through if I have a 45 sec break at 30 min and once at 50 min. Anyway, when I finish, I take a shower, and about 10 min after it, I eat dinner. But, the past three days, I noticed during the time I was waiting for food, my eyes would turn black as if I was about to pass out. Before the black cloud thing completely surrounded my eye, though, I'd close my eyes and rub them, and they'd get better, but I still felt weak, especially in my legs. After eating though, I would be fine. My question is, is this bad in any way?

You need to hydrate more while exercising. Also limit your shower to a few minutes and don't use extremely hot water.
Also cut down on your run time, you are overtraining.

over training? I mean, it's not like I'm doing anything heavy, it's just like a 4mph slow jog. I don't want to kill my knees.

You were getting tunnel vision, probably from a loss of blood pressure. I get the same thing when I get up after I've been in a squatting (Not workout related just squatting) position for awhile. I'd say talk with your doc when you go for a check-up, but don't worry about it to much.
