Alright /fit/, could use some help.Im at about 5'10" 148 pounds, and ive been working out for a couple of months. I can bench press 160, clean 165, squat 305, and run a mile in under 6 minutes. There's something that's been irritating me, that beingthat all the veins on my forearms seem to develop small clots and bumps whenever im working out. My forearms tingle and experience an unbearable sensation whenever I am trying to do curls or extensive back exercises. Halp?Pic unrelated
