I've been cheating a lot lately and need to step up my diet. I already do 5-6 small meals a day consisting of high protein/low carb items. Still theres gotta be more that I can do. I was thinking of replacing the kashi go lean/fiber one mix of cereals in the morning to egg whites. How many should I have and how long do they usually last? otherwise any other food suggestions would be much appreciated, including more fruits and veggies.

Who fucking cares? Go die in a fire. That or stop fucking cheating. If you're too useless and weak willed to manage even that, then changing your meal plan isn't gonna help shit.
