I'm eating canned tuna, rice and vegetables now. It tastes like shit.

I hope you're happy, /fit/.

/fit/ isn't happy. It's fit.

Chuck some spices and fresh vegetables in there.

God, you people all think that eating healthy has to suck, when with some minor adjustments it's just dandy.

Get rid of the rice.

two things: take the tuna out of the can, put it in a strainer, and rinse it under the sink if you can.

also, add a little A1 Steak sauce to it.

makes it taste better if you have trouble stomaching it (the rinsing removes sodium/salt from the packing)

you can also try different types of tuna: solid white has a dryer, lighter flavor than just regular "chunk light" tuna. It's more expensive though

goddamnit OP you're a fuckhead. add some fried chinese cabbage and onions to that motherfucking rice. also, some chili, garlic, ginger. I can eat PLAIN white basmati rice and like it anyway because my tastebuds aren't fucking spoilt.

I'm quite happy OP.

Tuna without low fat mayonaisse is like a bald fat old man without a shirt, disgusting.

THAT BETTER BE BROWN RICE OP.

eating healthy is like licking Godzilla's ass hole. and like licking Godzilla's ass hole, you get used to it.

however do try to vary your protein sources. Hummus. Almond butter. Nuts. Eggs. Lentils with spices. l2spices.

get two slices of bread, spread butter over one slice, spread tuna onto butter, put lettuce on tuna, add 2nd slice to complete sandwich, fucking win. STFU

use Albacore tuna

add hot sauce.

Albacore? for the extra mercury
>> Anonymous
>>341693
For the extra taste. Mercury levels in fish are overblown. A 200lb male can eat something like 10 cans of Albacore tuna a week, every week, for his entire life time, without getting mercury poisoning.
