Been doing unilateral/polymetric strength training for awhile now and have recently gotten up to lifting over 80 lbs per arm. Although that's good and all, I'd like to go even higher except my original routine is getting old fast.

Any tips/ workout routines I should try to refresh my workout and get even stronger?

OP Here,
With the heaviest weights I can use I usually do Curls, Lunge Squats, Lat Raises, Clean Sweep Lifts, Tricep Curls *dont know the actual name, basically lifting the weights from behind the back* Bench press, and finally finish it up with Pushups and a 1 mile jog.
