Hai guyz, new to /fit/. I wanted to hear about what you think of my exersize regimen.I go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week, run on the elliptical for 20 minutes, sometimes 40 if I'm feeling like it. I read a book while I'm on it to keep myself amused (it goes way faster when you're not bored, yeah?). After that I go around and do 15 reps on each of the machines, repeating once or twice the machines which I think I really need work on (shoulder press, sit up machine).I'm relatively healthy in general but have put on some pounds in the last year due to college. Though I'm not twiggy I could go for more muscle, especially in my chest, which is kind of concaved to begin with.Is this a good amount of work to be doing? Should I be doing more or just maintaining what I've got now? Any advice for an aspiring healthy guy?picture not related (it's the only health and fitness related picture I have)
