If your a troll, fuck you for wasting my time. If your legit, fuck you for wasting my time. You likely wont take my advice and you'll stay out of shape and fat.
-Develop some willpower, meditate, break a bad habit, whatever helps you grow. (unhealthy eating is a good place to start.) -Don't eat fast foods, lots of bad fat and sugar. Once in awhile is ok, but thats like once or twice in a month max. Try to stay away from all processed foods. Lots of garbage in them. Eat in healthy portions, a serving shouldn't be more then two fists together. Eat all the fruit and vegetables you want.
Plan a exercise routine: Walk for 30 minutes, then walk-jog for 30 minutes, then work up to jogging for 30 minutes, then start running for real and build up your distance and time.
Do stair sprints.
Learn sit ups and push ups, jumping jacks, ext. There are plenty of tuts. online.
***When you do these they are to help, don't cheat yourself. Do every individual rep properly, and make sure you FEEL IT. If you collapse after 10 it doesn't matter, what matters is pushing yourself to get to ten again on the next set. Push for 12 next time.***
Learn at least three of the variations for each and mix it up each day that you do them. First in 12reps/2sets then 20/2, and so on and so forth. Then learn more complex movements as those get to easy or boring.
The real tip is actually start. No, Really. Jot down a note, wake up early and go for a walk. Even when you don't feel like it tomorrow. I can guarantee you that you wont. Do it anyways,
