sup /fit/Every time i lift/bench/squat my lower back starts to hurt.When i wake up the following day, make back hurts even more. Almost to where i can move properly.Im 19, 190lbs and 5' 9".Oh yea i asked one of the trainers about this and they told me that it could be that im doing my exercises wrong or breathing wrong.I looked up online and found out that people with flat feet have lots of lower back problems and knee problems.What type of exercises would you guys recommend?
Try doing them correctly
From my knowledge i'm doing everything correctly.I do get mixed up while breathing but after a few reps i get back on track.
If you're not doing Valsalvas for breathing, they you're wrong.
