I am on day 3 of the P90x program, and there is an exercise for each day. Day 1 was chest/back/abs, Day 2 was plyometrics (legs), Day 3 is shoulders/arms/abs.Now this is a weird question, but I was in immense pain from day 1 when I started day 3 on the delts/pecs/back, and after I did the beginning stretches before working out, the pain seems to be gone.. Am I just tearing my muscles even more and not letting them get the full repair?
Another question:Is it good to stretch the muscles that are currently torn/repairing?
