Hey /fit/,

I'm new to working out, I've just been jogging and biking for the most part, but yesterday I went to the gym and just went along their 'full body workout circuit' and felt great when I was done, but this morning I woke up and it hurts to bend my arms and fingers? What the fuck?

Isn't that the greatest feeling? When you whole body hurts. It's just the feeling which makes you know that you've been doing things right. (At least for the first time, if it still hurts you in a week or two after a proper cycle... then you're doing it wrong.)

It's not really my muscles, those hurt like I know they should, but more like the tendon to both my index fingers right over my knuckles when I bend them?

Looks like you strained yourself.

When the pain goes away it healed and your tendons are now generally twice as strong as they were good job
