Sup /fit/, I eat a shitload of fruit. I love it. I mean, I get my protein intake too. But I snack of fruits all the time.

Am I getting too many carbs because of it? And should I cut my intake my fruit later at night?

Just do your cardio before you eat fruit. Either way, if you're watching you're calorie intake you'll be fine.

i never heard of anyone getting fat off of fruit. you'd have to eat a lot of fruit to equal the amount of calories in a piece of cake or something.
