Morning exercise.

Should I eat after doing the morning exercise to directly burn fat, or should I eat before the morning exercise so I have energy to do said exercise?

If I feel like I need the energy, I'll eat then run. If I don't need the energy, I'll run then eat. Just depends.

my experience is that running then eating is more effective for fat loss
