Hey /fit/

I have extreme anxiety and it is extremely hard to cope with. Now I want to start exercising because I just got a girlfriend that I want to impress a little bit.

I am 5'10 almost 5'11
133 pounds.

I have Klinesfelter Syndrome and my hips are larger than normal so I kind of look like a girl with my shit off, and I look like a young kid (I am 18) naked, but not too terrible. I want to start running today, in like a few hours, but I am afraid of what people will think.

Anxiety makes it hard for me to do anything, and this is terrifying. Is there anything I can do to make myself motivated and not afraid of judgement while I run?

Unfortunately not. I got my sterility test done like a few weeks ago. Completely sterile. I never wanted kids but when I found out I didn't have a choice, I kind of wanted it back. I have small breasts, not really noticeable.

Extreme lack of hair. I would post a picture, but I fear the incoming bashing.

I also have the whole works of mental problems that came along with it... which are not fun, but I refuse to take T.

it could be just because it's your body type, I have a pear shape too but my father is the same way, unless you already did a blood test then I need to stfu

anyway, LIFT WEIGHTS build upper body muscle so it looks bigger and more proportioned to your hips. ZC's FAQ is a good start to strength training.

it's for women originally but since we're the type that stores fat like a girl (lower body instead of upper body) it works just as well for us.

as for your anxiety, I can't really help you much. Advice to you is just keep doing what scares the shit out of you and eventually you won't give a fuck.

i.e. masturbating used to feel dirty and sinful, now I fap 50 times a day, etc.

Google Burpees. No need to run. You can also do circuit training which has the benefit of getting bigger at the same time.

Then, after a few months, you can go out running and everyone will think "What a hunk".

I don't understand what you're afraid of. Other runners that pass by you are going to be focusing on their own shit, be it their time, pace, music, whatever. Even if by some odd chance they notice you, I find it really hard to believe they would stop you and ask you why you have delicious hips.

Ignore everything. When you do go out to run, just focus on that. People won't notice you, and if they do, they won't remember it more than just thinking "heh, funny hips".

Alright I am back, sorry about the prolonged leaving.

No, I have never and will never take T. My older sister took all my testosterone on top of that, but she is now a guy.

My balls are fine thanks, my penis is lower end of average but still does the job I need, but I do have the longer limbs. I have 4 inch fingers that are still growing and my legs and arms are very lanky near the bottom of my legs and all my arms.

What I really hate is how I only have weight on my thighs. Like when I sit down they are odd. One moment, I will get a picture.
