hey /fit/, is this HIIT I'm hearing about a good alternative for heart-lung endurance training, compared to simply running a lot? I really want to improve my time running two miles, but it's kinda boring (I have a physical endurance test soon to get accepted to a certain unit). thnx.

or you could get on a stationary bicycle and watch TV, but its not nearly as good as running for running.
