I do loads of swimming, climbing, canoeing, soccer and basket ball for my hobbies.

That being said, the physique of a Mr. Olympia would fuck it up. So the question is, what sort of training would help me the most to increase my performance in these fields?

JUST KIDDING.... squats will help, weighted pullups will too. Be sure to do something to protect your ACL.
