Recently I've been doing crunches while holding weights behind the head followed by about 20 sit ups or so. 3 sets of that after each workout.
Before that I did other exercises, but hell I have no idea how they're called.

The number itself doesn't matter, but as it happens 6 are the number of abs that fit on the stomach and I want all of them to show, not just the top ones.
