Hey /fit/ I'm interested in working out my biceps and triceps. I hear that if you work them out every day it won't be as effective. How many times a week should I be working them out?

I don't understand how people can just workout their upper body and simply do curls and arm workouts. All it does is make them look ridiculously proportioned. I mean shit half of the workouts people do with their upper body wouldn't do jack.
