The extra skin has still got a layer of fat underneath it, after you've lost weight you've also lost connective tissue that used to hold the fat onto your bones. Now you've lost that it just sort of flaps around.
As a test: pinch and lift the skin on the back of your hand...that's how thick skin is right?
Your skin is an organ. It'll shrink to fit you after you lose the floppy fatty flab from underneath.
Don't get it surgically removed. That's for chumps who don't want to keep working after they've already reached their goals.
