hey /fit/ i've been trying to do SQUATS lately as you all seem to think there the most amazing exercise ever. well i just did 50 and im not sure if i did them right. hardly any burning in my legs, but oh sweet jesus my lower back.

No you're probably not doing them right. Bodybuilding.com is shit for form, go to crossfit forums (hell I don't like crossfit but its the easiest way) and find out about "butt wink" and the other problems that plague squatting. It is easier to squat properly with weight to force you down (I can't full squat with my just my bodyweight, yet) but you don't need much.
