hey /fit/, i have a question, a special case, and maybe you can help me:

currently i'm 135 lbs, i'm bordering on 6ft tall... im working on getting a little more toned right now, specifically abs area, but i still want to look fairly slim (i think i look best when i am 125, my weight fluctuates a lot) also, i'm vegan. any tips as to what diet/workout plan i could use?

i don't want any huge muscles really, or anything like that. if anything id want abs, and more compact slimmer legs.

ALSO, on top of that, i have a barrel chest. pretty bad. anyone recommend any good tips to work with that? it already sticks out a lot

i've done it before, but like i said, i dont necessarily want to be that weight, only the same size really.

it's not a problem for me to be 125 (it is only 10 lbs under..) but i have absolutely no muscle on me that way

I was 130-135 at 5'11". I was extremely weak and unhealthy. I got a gym membership and went a few times a week. But not much changed. My diet was still fucked up. Once I changed that I went from 130 to 165 while losing body fat just from running, in-home exercises with 8/10/15 pound dumbbells and weight machines at the gym2-4 times a week(Didn't start strength training until recently). You will be hard pressed to get a healthy body at that weight and height. However, you can become in great shape, look great and feel great easily enough.

Get some dumbbells and use them WHENVER you aren't doing something at home. Lot of pushups, pullups, crunches, squats and random shit to keep your moving and use your muscles. Run 4-5 times a week(not jog, or do HIIT). Try and get a gym membership. Start in strength training ASAP, even if its low weight, it's helpful.

For real? I'm 185 cm and 75 kg, I'm not a big ass mofo but still in good shape and muscular. It may something to do with the fact that I'm underaged.
