Okay this is the first time I'm posting here and here's my problem. I gained much weight since I entered college. Now that I'm a Sophomore, all those sleepover snacks, fried chickens, junkfood, oily/greasy foods and shit all went to my thighs and ass. It also doesn't help that I'm an artist and that I sit around, a lot. And that my rigid schedule would barely let me sleep. I also noticed a lot of lumps and white streaks. I researched and found out that these were called cellulites and stretchmarks. As a girl, this is the worst thing that had ever happened to me.

I thought that I should get rid of the fat first so... please /fit/ help me!

obviously cut the crap, get more water into you and citrus fruits to eat and cocoa butter (to rub on the skin).

I started doing 25 squats, 16 sit-ups, jogged in place and did some other weird exercises that were taught to me when I was a kid after posting here. How long should I exercise within a week? What kinds of exercises should I do exactly?

I'll take up your advice on the citrus fruits and I'll also eat more vegetables. I'll stop eating junkfoods, sodas, rice, chicken and pizzas. But if I don't have a citrus fruit would an apple suffice?

Apples are OK. They're quite sugary, but it's natural sugar which is nowhere near as bad as sugars in sweets etc.

They're also good for your teeth.
