Building my pecks Anonymous
So i'm trying to find out how to build the inside of my pecks, i've been building up the outside muscle near my pits due to recently working on my shoulder / back / lats. Now i'm looking to build up the inside, i've been told benching will help; but i go to the gym with out a spotter and my times that i go are too irregular in the day to get a partner to go with me.

So basicly i'm stuck to machines atm, what are some good machines to build up the inside of my pecks?

Fuck machines, they dont work, never will for bench.

That said, you can not build muscle "inside" your pecs, its a myth, and common misconception.

Your muscle doesnt have different "regions" it builds based on your genetics, if your not genetically prone to big pecs you will have a space.

I went from being incredibly thin to 210 pounds at about 12% bodyfat, and while I have a large chest and huge lats, theres still the gap in my pecs I had when I was thin.

Flys will help stretch the pecs a bit, and they are a good variation from just straight pressing.

But the only way to build inner pec is to be born to a different father, or just get all around bigger pecs.
