hey fit. Need some help. I'm 5'10 about 188 lbs. I lost almost a hundred lbs in the past year. According to bodybuilding.com:Your body is between an EndoMorph and a Mesomorph.I was always big as a kid.I would like to gain more muscle/lose fat. I'm on the road a lot so I cant really cook.What would be the best way to get rid of some fat and gain some muscle? My apartment complex has a pretty decent weight room. What would be a good exercise routine?
