Hai guys,I haven't worked out for about a month (no time) which means I haven't been drinking my protein shakes or drinking creatine. My post isn't about whether i should be taking protein/creatine, I'm just wondering what what happens when you stop taking either and what will happen when I start up my workout again (Monday). <3 Any input is appreciated(pic not related)
For protein, just continue taking it like you regularly would. For creatine, start with a loading phase for 4-7 days, and then start taking it again like before.
loading phase? also should i be taking the creatine before or after my workout and what about days that i'm not working out? my workout isn't too intense

meh loading phase just take 10 grams the first 2 days and then 5 grams a day after that....take it with 50 grams of sugar(grape juice or dextrose is optimal) 30 minutes before you workout and then a protein shake 10 minutes before you workout and then.....
