OP here's mine (backwards):
Dinner: 2 turkey burgers (whole wheat bread 4 slices), patties of 93/7 turkey (150cal, tons of protein), spinach (1c shredded), 2 slices 2% milk sharp cheddar cheese (not superprocessed shit)
lunch: my homemade turkey chili (the LEAST healthy ingredient is the 97/3 turkey, which is meant to show how fucking healthy my chili is) which includes turkey, red and orange bell peppers, jalapenos, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, basil, tomatoes
breakfast: oatmeal
