k so I've read almost everywhere about including egg whites into my diet

but when I went to get them I never really conisdered what types of eggs I should get or whatnot, is organic what I need or can I just get whatever kroger brand has

get the omega 3 eggs with the most DHA in them... most i've seen is 125mg, have 8 a day, that 1g DHA, add some fish oil and you're set.

eat the whole egg not just the white
