/fit/ What would you suggest for a good warm up routine? Also what can I do other then sit-ups and crunches (already doing it) to work my tummy muscles?

For the abs I'm not sure what the exercise is called. We call them throw downs at boxing. You get someone to stand above your head, lie on your back, lift your legs straight and the person standing throws your legs back to the floor, but you don't let them hit the floor you stop just before they hit and you raise them up again and again.

much much more effective than crunches/sit ups, and combine that with the "captains chair" exercise for a full frontal core workout

i personally dont even bother with anything else the front of my core, not worth it imo

I don't think I have the equipment for the captains chair but I can do the leg lifts.
