/fit/, I'm never not tired.

I might experience one energetic hour about every two weeks, but lethargy has been creeping into my life since high school. Despite this, I stayed fit with daily 1.5 hour cardio and even got pretty muscular, but all of that has stopped because I'm so fucking tired. Sleep doctors said it was all in my head, anxiety or something. Well that's not going away, and my life is on hold.

Now what do I do? Have some fit, fuzzy tits.
>> Hammerknife !7ITukp3Pj2
Chow breakfast, even if you're not hungry. Chow steaks and protein shakes, CUT THE CAFFIENE OR ENERGY DRINKS IMMEDIATELY.

Daily 1.5 hour cardio? Try daily 1 hour sprinting to get your heart rate higher, followed by doing your max weight bench and military press until exhaustion.

You're just getting emo about something. Work out till you almost drop dead, and in 12 hours you'll be ready to go again.

Hammerknife, I've been meaning to ask you this.

Do you receive payments from the beef industry?
>> Anonymous
I bet... that your lethargy is making you depressed which in turn is worsening your lethargy, throwing you in a vicious circle of tiredness and shit. Or AIDS. Either way go see some different doctors.
>> Hammerknife !7ITukp3Pj2
>>20711

Hell, I wish I did. Ribeye cuts are an expensive habit.

You have women addicted to chocolate and ice cream and Belgian truffles, you have me addicted to steaks.
>> OP
>>20714

Hey, Hammerknife, why drop the caffeine?
>> Anonymous OP
I eat nothing but 100% whole grains and drink only water with one beer a week. I avoid exhaustive overeating and I'm mostly fishetarian. My diet is pretty righteous.
>> Hammerknife !7ITukp3Pj2
>>20719

Once you're habituated to caffiene there's virtually no benefit from drinking it, and you get the fairly unpleasant withdrawal symptoms when you dont drink it on a regular basis. Which happen to be lethargy and tiredness.

Cut the caffiene permanently, wait 3 days, then get your ass working out.

Do you have other physical problems besides your lack of energy?
Digestion problems, random diarrhea attacks?

I dont like how visible the hair is on that woman.

Anyway, cut caffeine, for a week, but then bring it back as a supplement. Caffeine is widely heralded and highly recommended as a supplement by basically everyone. 200mg before working out.

Also I'm not sure I've ever heard anyone use the word 'chow' as much as you, Hammer.

Not sure if thats good or bad...yet.

I drink a coffee in the morning so I can wake the fuck up, but this doesn't have an effect on anything else, right?

There you have your answer.
I suffered for years from morbus crohn, meaning constant diarrhea.
That takes a heavy toll on your energy.
Bad digestion = no energy, constant tiredness.
I know cause I experienced it for YEARS.
Get that checked out if you want improvement.

I eat steaks because they charge me with the energy I need to complete important tasks every day.

Don't come in here and try to tell me what's good for you and what isn't, because I fucking know what is and what isn't.

Go to a gastroenterologist.

Crohn's disease, colitis ulcerosa, cancer and whatnot can be diagnosed with gastroscopy/coloscopy.
Not pleasant procedures, but definitly a must if you suffer from digestion problems.

Here's some things to look into, you'll have to go to a doctor though.

Go to a doctor and say "hey man, I'm really tired lately, so I wanted to get a blood test for the following..."
A. Liver irregularities
B. Mononucleosis (I had this for 3 years, it sucks shit, and they don't check for it in regular blood tests)
C. Diabetes.

If your blood test comes back in the green, eat more protien, and less sugar and caffeine, also drink more water.

A last point is have someone see if you snore when you sleep. If you snore then thats a part of your problem. The mouth isn't designed to moisten the air you breath like your sinus is. So people who snore when sleeping generally don't get as good of a sleep and are therefore more tired while awake.

Hope these tips help!

>> The Inverted Jogger !E203O4hsXo
>>20843
I'd like to note that with Mono, a lot of people figure because its nickname is "the kissing disease" that the only way you can get it is by kissing someone.

I got if because some kid I worked with sneezed on me.

So its definitely worth getting a blood test for if you have no energy at all. When I had it, I'd go to work, come home, sleep, wake up at midnight, eat a small meal, go back to bed, wake up for work, and repeat. It was like that for close to 3 years. It was awful.

Steak is the best source of protein but not necessarily the healthiest.

Personally I don't eat beef (protesting the beef industry atm), but even if I did, you shouldn't be eating it every day, and its good to sub out meat for other sources of protein about twice a week.

The vegefags had the right idea when they said vege-proteins are good for you. Too bad they missed the mark and turned into no-meat-at-all-pussies.

I agree that red meat does have a place in every diet. Lean red meat is loaded with protein, B vitamins, and creatine. People who ignore steaks are missing out a vital component of any balanced diet.

Take multi-vitamins. Before working out take some caffeine, but probably not an energy drink as they are too high in sugar. Multi-vitamins make me feel better throughout the day, look for ones high in vitamin b6/b12.
