hey /fit/, first time poster here.

i have been watching quite a lot of WWE lately and i've decided i would buff up for no other reason than "fitness" or to a small extent, self gratification. im a fat ass, i know i can just condition the fat and make em actual muscles.

but i was wondering if it's possible to turn a pot belly into a six pack without having to go under a knife or getting the fat sucked out of me.
