My body basically looks like the fat guys in the picture. Except I have a little more muscle definition in the arms and chest, and my man boobs hang lower (Is that cause the muscle under them?). Anyway I use to fight at 205lbs in 2005, since then I haven't trained and now weight 350lbs I was wondering if any of you can give me a day by day plan on what to "exactly" eat and when to eat it, and when and what exercises I can do to get down to 250lbs. Help is greatly appreciated.

I suggest creating an account at physicsdiet.com and going from there. The good thing is that muscle memory will help you get back into it if you used to train alot, but you still have alot of weight to lose.
