Hey /phelps/

I'm a long time runner, but I just started a weight lifting routine two weeks ago because I'm small as hell. First couple times I felt sore as hell in my arms and chest the day after, but now I'm barely sore at all after doing the same exercises even with more weight and more reps. I haven't improved much in terms of ability to actually lift shit, but it just isn't hurting the day after. Does that mean I'm not making any progress, or is my body just getting used to it or something
