As a hardgainer who just recently figured out how to gain, EAT. Eat healthy, but don't worry too much about it.
I couldn't gain for the life of me then I met a friend of a friedn who also had teh same problem, he's pro lifter now. He said eat a meal, and when your done and stuffed, eat another one. that's one meal combined.
I did exaclty that and FINALLY started putting on weight!
This was...3-4 weeks ago, I have gained as much in the last month as i have since i started working out a year ago up to a month ago.
corse, you need to be beating the shit outta yourself at teh gym. I go 5 days a week, you could probably still gain with 3 days thoguh
