hay /fit/, i have a question about my routine.is it feasible to stick with 5x5 on some exercises (squatz, lunges, deadlifts, bench presses, and standing presses) and 3x12 on others?I'm mainly asking because I'm interesting in gaining a bit of bulk (im 5'10 and 70kg) but my main goal is strength.the 3x12 sets i mainly due for (weighted) dips and pull-ups, along with exercises that specifically target my triceps, traps, abs, delts, forearms and calves.pic related, he works out too.
surebut remember that the main thing for weight gain is food not 12 vs 5 reps
