hey /fit/, woman herei would like a flat stomach. right now my stomach is about 2 inches larger than i would like it. i used to do a lot of sit ups but i read somewhere that that will only give me muscle under the fat, and that you can't lose fat in only one spot.i know i have to lose weight all over my body but i don't want to lose that much weight, i'm 5'8 and 125 pounds, i'm almost underweight, my doctors says it won't be healthy if i lose too much weight. so what do i do?tl;dr how does i lose stomach fat without losing a lot of weight. pic also unrelated.
