I'd like to tone my body, not necessarily build it up. Slimming down 20 pounds and staying around 120 is my goal. I'm only 5'5".

Any workout suggestions for this Anon who's going through physical therapy for ankles, /fit/? I fucked them up pretty badly through years of soccer, so now my ligaments are loose as all hell. I roll my ankle really easily.

High impact activities are out. Jogging, jumping, kicking, etc., are things I'd like to avoid, because leg braces only so so much.

Right now, I'm doing 55 sit ups, 55 push ups, and riding my elliptical 40mins. It's spaced out every three days or so.
