So /fit/, I must admit that I am new here.I visit many other boards on a regular basis, but have for some reason overlooked this one.But I digress.I am a fairly athletic guy, varsity pole vault in my high school, martial arts, etc. But have not been keeping my weight down to what I would like it to be. I currently weigh 185 pounds at 6'2", 25% bmi or so. for a month, starting today, I am exercising for 3 hours a day, broken up into 2 1.5 hour sections, hoping to average at least 10 calories per minute. I'm seeing how much weight I can lose in a single month, without special dieting, etc.What should I expect?Pic related.
