I'm looking to become jacked between May and August of this year.

I started working out in September of last year, and have gone from 130 to 155 pounds, and maintained a very low body fat throughout. I currently have excellent muscle tone, but I don't have nearly the mass I'd like.

I'd like to hit 170-180 by the end of the summer, but I don't know how to do it.

I'm willing to change my diet, my routine, take supplements, whatever. Hit me with your best shot.

You want to be fat? Because I'm pretty sure the guy in your photograph is under 180. If you're a thin guy with 40 pounds extra muscle mass...that's also not a great look.

Weight lifting is great. But if you don't have the right body for it, it can be awkward, pathetic, and disturbing.
