Hey, fitness gurus, I have a situation to describe to you. I eat less than anyone I know. I'm just not hungry. but I'm overweight, which is the problem. I've noticed I'm taking in from 300-750 calories a day from soda. if I cut that out, will I get hungry more, or will I just lose weight with no real effort?
