and concerning the 5x5, why dont you call it Reg Park's, Bill Pearl's, Glen Pendlay's, Rippletoe's, Dave Draper's, Dan John's, Madcow's, etc. all had the EXACT same 5x5 program.
And no, 5x5 is not some magical desirable formula to fit all n00bs and 'return from lay off' people. its completely arbitrary. Sure, everything DOES work, but only for a short while. would it kill ANY1 to look into this fitness game a little deeper than Crossfit's WOD or "STRONGLIFTS" (fap fap fap)
