stop trying to fill your fridge for a week for example. Purchase fresh daily. that's what the French do, they had an awesome diet. Eat fresh as much as you can all the time. Fresh vegetables. Fresh meat. Fresh everything. if it has a bar code, I'm already worried it's full of too many preservatives to be that healthy.
Frozen and canned can both be okay, but don't rely on them so much. They should be minor supplements, not the God damn cupboard full
