Ok, here I'm! I'm from the Russia, and I have a question/I did 20-25-30-40 times upping body from flour with hands( just donk know how its? stomach down), than 50-100-150... bla bla bla. 600 times upping my torso(stomach ups, legs are fixed), than 40 the 1st fit again. Every day,slowly gain strenght, rising number of "times" for 1,5 year. I have lost 17 kg. Its from 70-71 till 53-54, I really dont mind it for some mounth. Now it takes 30 minutes to work out completly .So question- does any more effective tranings is? ( which can take the same results, but takes less time.)
