Hey /fit/ i want to lose some weight, im a bout 6-1 and weigh about 85kgs.

Heres my problem

I only eat pretty much when i get home since so i go throughout the whole day without eating anything

(yer i know thats bad, thats one thing i know i have to change)

I do Tae Kwon Do and twice a week for 2 hours each lesson and have been doing that for about 6 years now.

I also play baseball twice a week.

But yet i still cant lose the weight (inb4 eat properly)

I was wondering if you could recommend what i should be eating and how i can do some additional exercising.

that should do the trick since you're already pretty active.

I have terrible eating habits but I walk constantly for about 8 hours a day (at my work) and drink lots of water. Lots and lots of water. I'm 5'11 and weigh 135.

People have success eating inside of a limited time window along with a low refined sugar/carb diet.
