sup /fit/ fags, so over the last year i've gone from being a fattie (nearly 200 lbs, 5'8) to half decent (145 lbs now, still not at my goal weight though), over the summer i slacked off, stopped going to the gym and ate what ever i wanted, today i went into my gym and signed back up and i'm really out of shape.. i'm still the same weight i was when i quit but i can barely even run on the treadmill for three minutes with out dying, so i need some goo exercises/diet plans to get back to where i was three months ago
isn't this backwards?i mean, most people slack during the fall and winter..
