When I pooed a moment ago the poo was in liquid form, like I took a piss from my ass. Could this be a result of my stomach adjusting to my new diet (lots of fruit and vegetables, less unhealthy stuff), or should I be scared?

are you just eating fruits and veggies?
>> Anonymous
No, I do eat meat etc for dinner like I've always done, it's just inbetween the bigger meals that I've replaced everything unhealthy with healthy. And I've stopped eating some unhealthy stuff like ketchup for dinner too. But the bigger meals are basically the same as before.

nah. watershits happen. embrace it, it is rare, picture yourself back in the moment and cherish it forever

I'd say it was nothing to do with the new diet, probably ate something shitty a while back. With an increase in fibre your shit should be less watery as the fibre absorbs it.

I'll try eating more fibre then

No, I meant you're new increase in fibre (from the fruit and vegetables) will have the opposite effect, and that the river coming out your ass is just a one off, from bad meat a few days ago, or just a random stomache bug.

its called diarrhea. Welcome to what happens sometimes to people. Happens to me all the time when I get really sick.

Yeah, you had the BG's, man. Don't worry too much about it. Just make sure your food is properly prepared and do NOT go to McDonald's. McDonald's hands out the bubble guts like soup kitchens to hobos.

what kinds of fruits and vegetables have you been eating? I ask only because it is possible to get that side effect if you're hitting toxicity levels for vitamin C, which is common in many friuts and veggies. also, just so you know, the tolerable upper intake (that's as much as one can take without toxicity arising) for vitamin C is 2,000 mg per day for people ages 19-70, which I'll assume that you fall under.

+1

How can someone go through life without ever having had watery diarrhea yet?

Its like a poo jet stream out your ass. WIN!

trying to get that amount from diet would be a fucking stretch. and your body excretes it readily. so i doubt it's vitamin c.

it sounds like that definitely isn't a problem for you, then; the RDA (recommended Daily Allowance) of Vitamin C for men is 90 mg/day, and none of those are super freaking high enough to get you into toxicity levels; you'd only be getting there if maybe you were doing something really rash, like eating red or green peppers (a cup of sweet peppers yields better than 280 mg's of vitamin C) like they were apples or something like that. keep up the good eating, though!

Similar interestingness is occurring with me. It ain't diarrhea, but it is solid chunks embedded in goo-shit. It comes out easily, doesn't burn, and is satisfying, but I rather liked my rock solid shits that required no ass wiping.

And yeah, this didn't really happen until I hit a high fiber diet (1 serving/shredded wheat + 2 servings of oatmeal + 3 cups of broccoli per day, among other lesser fibers). I'm accepting it as my normal bowel function, but I'd prefer more solid shizzle.
