MY DAILY FOOD INTAKE Anonymous
breakfast (along with centrium, 1500 mg of vitamin c, and 3000 mg of fish oil):
1. Two slices of whole grain toast
2 egg whites
berry smoothie with two tablespoons of natural yogurt (non-flavored)

OR

one slice of whole grain toast
cream of wheat (or oatmeal)
smoothie


brunch:
1. Bran Buds with water (for those of you who don't know, Bran Buds has 51% the RDA of fiber)
2. protein bar (32 g)

That looks pretty good to me OP. Start having some salads made for nutritional value too though. Put lots of dark leafy greened things in it.
