Hey, /fit/. I have trouble losing weight because I have a slow metabolism. Are my best bets in eating a larger breakfast and doing my exercise in the morning? Are there any other ways that I can up my metabolism?

gain muscle through resistence training. muscle = more calories burned

Don't eat large meals but small "nutritious meals" all day long. Smoke pot (it truly boosts your metabolism), but don't go munchie crazy when the time comes. Direct your attention to drawing or gaming. Stop eating/drinking any sugary foods/beverages. If you do this you should be able to start toning out over several months. Not a magic cure for being a fat ass.

Eat hueg breakfast,lots of small meals afterwards of a piece of fruit or some nuts,do a lot of lifting and when youre skinny enough run all the time
