hey /fit/, where can i find 2600 calories a day, and not end up in a hospital :[

Have you tried looking at your hips? You might find a few thousand calories there.

It's pretty easy.

1 cup oatmeal + 1 scoop whey. Roughly 50 g of carbs, 25g of protein, 450 calories. Eat this 6 times a day, and it gives you 2700 calories.

Of course, don't eat the same thing for 6 meals, but just eat something equivalent to that. A salmon sandwich with an apple is around the same amount of calories and nutrition. Chicken breasts with brown rice. Oatmeal and cottage cheese.

Just make sure that you're eating around 6 meals, otherwise you'll find it impossible to get all the food in.

eat a lot, throughout the day. constantly have like pbj samiches / yogurt / fruit / ect

shakes are good too. google some recipes and you can find some "gainer" ones that taste pretty darn good.
