>>309594 No problem. I know you said you're skinny, but perhaps you need to cut some body fat and lower your body fat percentage? Do you know what it's at now? Even if you're thin, if what's holding you back is a little layer of fat on your lower abdomen or whatever, your solution is going to have to be to cut fat. For that, I recommend resistance or weights to maintain your current muscles, cardio to lose the fat, and cutting calories from what you eat. Those three combined should get you to where you want to go.
