Yeah well what if I can't do it with any weight.
And what if my form is better when there's little bit of something on my back? I seem to be able to keep my core tighter and extend my hips further with heavy weights.
My point is, although my form is decent, my squats are not identical (feel diffirent) and therefore some of them are better than others.Can't I just be looking for that optimal hip drive while continuing to break PR's? It's not like I'm risking injuries or anything.
I would still be squtting 135pounds if I was such a bitch about form...
