Curls Light Bench (or pushups) I'd say do crunches, but honestly, I just can't bring myself to do it, simply helping someone achieve THAT is already so bad =\ Eat less carbs, alot less, no carbs after 3pm.
I doubt you'd like the way my guy looks, but if you lift heavy, eat properly etc, you can quite easily look like him, just not quite as defined, or big without alot of time or a little assistance.
