I heard that endurance like training makes your muscles harder and have better definition.

On the other hand a body builders training makes your muscles as big as a fist, but they aren't very hard or well defined.

Is this true / false?

read something about slow and fast twitch muscle fibers and see if that helps change your wording of the question you have..
