This might sound like bullshit, but it's actually true. When I committed to losing weight and building a decent body, I stopped eating hot pockets and mini-pizzas and appreciated the taste of fresh vegetables, grilled chicken, salads, yogurts, etc. Once you convince yourself that unhealthy junk food is disgusting, the rest will come. It won't come easily, but proper diet really is the first step.
