Hi /fit/,

I don't come here often, but I'd like to get in better shape. I want to increase the muscle on my legs and butt area, how do I go about doing this? I don't have any weights nor gym access, do I need to use weights when doing squats? Would high reps of squats and lunges help me attain thicker legs/more lifted butt, or do I have to use weights and low reps? I remember reading somewhere about a certain type of squat form giving you a thicker looking abdomen(DO NOT WANT), explain?

Do leg lifts to tone your legs and then do lunges to spot reduce the fat.
