op here, had to double post.
also, what the best thing to eat to loose weight? I'm trying to stay around 1500 calories a day, is that to much or way to little? and also i have gone from a huge coca cola obsession (drank about 2-3 L a day when it was at worst) to fill my body with water. Trying to get around 3L a day, is this also ok? (so many questions hehe)
my usual day of meals is this id say: 10.00 breakfast: 0.5L water & - oatmeal 12.00 0.5L water & fruit (mostly a banana or apple, or if I'm still having energy left from my breakfast ill just keep with the water) 14.00 0.5L water & lunch/dinner (usually what on the table, but I'm gradually taking smaller and smaller meals, my goal is to eat more veggies and less of everything else). 16.00 0.5L water & fruit 18.00 0.5L water & oatmeal 20.00 0.5L water (mainly just to get as much water in me per day as possible, as I'm used to drinking coca cola or some shit like that). If i feel hungry at this hour ill just put in another fruit, but its more than often ok with just the water.
