Hey,

After weeks of good diet, I've caved and consumed a bag of M&Ms and an energy drink. Usually after I eat something like this I down about a litre of water which I've already done.

I'm wondering; can I simply go on the stat. bike and work off the candy intake? Maybe eliminating some of the impending effects of eating this stuff...?

Chances are that what you ate amounts to 1,000+ calories. Enjoy your two hour bike ride!

1 slip up in weeks of dieting isn't going to have a noticeable impact on your weight loss/body building/whatever you're doing. Seriously.

Thanks for replies. Though the caffeine has now kicked in, and I can't stop moving. Plus it will be on my conscious for the rest of the night, so gonna go on the bike until I hit the low and die.

May this thread be used as a lesson to those about to CAVE.
