Hey /fit/. I've decided to start getting in shape, I've been doing squats and sit ups, and some bicep curls with a pair of dumbells I found in my closet (20lbs). I wanna workout my chest though, but I don't have time to go to the gym. I hear using a stability ball for a bench is useful to do all different knds of exercises. What do u guys think?
