dear /fit/ im 5'6 and weigh about 155 lbs, fairly cut and have a good amount of muscle masshow do i go about losing those last few pounds of fat in order to see more definition
Fill up on bready things, brown rice, brown bread, drink at least 2 litres of water a day, try to go running every day, if not 2-4 times a week, and if you're lifting, lift less weight and do more reps.
just try to eat less fat and burn more off
