yes. but only one working set its not like 5x5 at your highest weight.

you will feel like you havn't done enough, but just do it again in 2 days and add weight. you will get bigger and strong by lifting heavier weight

Wow I know what you mean the first time I tried 5x5 it felt like I barely worked at all compared to the high reps and lower weight I used to do (still doing it in 3:1 workout ratio). And now I'm off to go workout!

I've been doing my training in 100x normal earth gravity, all training includes SQUATZ. that is how i got my power OVER NINE THOUSAND

not sure how long you did it for or if you did it heavy enough but try it again. Use enough weight to make you work for that last rep.

examples of exercises:

pistols
overhead press
pullups
deadlifts
leglifts

and do with 1 min rest periods. good luck.
