Hey /fit/.
I weigh 115 lbs. I'm 19 years old and just under 6ft, I don't LOOK horribly skinny but I do look very thin...That doesn't bug me, this isn't about looks. I eat like a horse, and have a very physically demanding job. I just won't gain weight. This really bothers me because, well, I just need muscles. lol I work very hard every day and a lot of times I come home sore as hell because I'm doing things I can barely manage. I guess what I'm asking for is some suggestions as to what I should do. I'm considering weights, any suggestions as to some sort of plan for me? Thanks.

Eat more. You say you eat like a horse but if you weigh 115 you don't, period. Stuff your face until you can't eat anymore every 3 hours.

Maybe if you started eating some fucking protein instead of just hay, you'd be gaining weight.

Not the answer I was expecting...I'll add another thing here, I don't eat healthy, at all. Fast food is a regular part of my diet. Although I don't like the idea I'm thinking this is a wise place to start.

This will work.
You should easily gain weight if you eat 3k cals a day.... Pump it up to 6-7 k and you'll gain weight like a mother.
