Hey /fit/. First time poster here.
I would like some advice on how to improve my agility, since im quite a clumsy person.

Fastpaced sports, like basketball, are somewhat of a problem for me... Its not the constant running, but the the quick turns and diversions that make me lose my balance.

So what should i start to do? Picture semirelated.

There is one way that will always make you better any anything you suck at: do things that are hard for you.

Strength? Lift heavy stuff. Stamina? do more long duration activities. Agility? practice agility drills or play sports that make you fall over.

The body adapts to stimuli to compensate for it to keep you alive. It's not fucking complicated.
