I'm curious about something. I run quite a bit around 3-6 miles every other day. I feel that I use my right leg more dominantly than the other. This has always been the case for me, in squats and other exercises involving my legs. I think though if I had a more balanced usage of my legs it would end up improving my speed (goal, from 3 miles in 19:30 to anything better). Is there any exercises to improve this or, just mental techniques?

Prolly cos your left leg is shorter brah. If so, heel to the shoe of the shorter leg.

Go see the poddy people.

They will test on tread and all that bollocks and measure your legs... only they can tell you if its all the same size.

I feel like im left leg dominant, physio suggested I might end up with inserts in my shoes, and that my leg was probably diff size to right. Though they look the same.
