hey /fit/
Im thinking about doing the 5x5 program. I am a skinny guy and i want to gain muscles while getting stronger. I dont mind working as hard as possible. Is this good enough or is there anything harder I can do to gain faster?

how does this work?
where are you noobs finding this shit out? it doesnt show up on google, nor do noobs think in terms of squat, press, and powerclean, or whatever fucking bastardization that skinny eurofag has done to Starr's program
