Hey

Just wondering.
Am I too fat?

5,7 and 163.1 lbs, Age 24

hard to tell without a pic, you could have like 5% body fat for all we know

If you are fat you're always too fat.

If you're a lifting enthusiast, 160+ for that height isn't abnormal at all. Even if you aren't, your BMI stands at 25.5, just barely into the "overweight" category.

I have never been obese...I was really slim when I was a child, now I am kinda buff, but still trying to get a flat stomach...it's really difficult..my arms keep getting bigger but the stomach is really hard to make it flat.

Flat stomachs and abs come from low body fat.

Working out 4 times a week.
But I gain more weight...and my muscles get bigger.

If those stats are correct, you're only a bit heavier than me, and I'm certainly not fat

I can assure that they are correct.
I wouldn't gain anything by telling lies.
Just want to get more fit and overall better looking.

I didnt think you were lying, I just found it odd that someone of the same height and 5-8 pounds heavier than me would consider themselves 'too fat'.

Well I recommend this article - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/hugo18.htm

it's good for general transformation to anyone's discretion

Seriously, it's impossible to tell without knowing how much is fat and how much is muscle mass.
