according to stronglifts you don't have to do cardio so long as your doing the whole 5x5 deal everday

actually muscle doesn't use up stored fat, it only uses the food you consume.

the more muscle you have, the more food you can eat without turning it all into fat.

so yes it does help keep body fat % low in the long run, but you'll still have to do a fuck ton of cardio to get rid of the existing fat.
