File :-(, x, )

Been working out for about a half year (well, a year, but half of the year I had no idea what I was doing) now. I'm pretty satisfied with myself, though a little more mass wouldn't hurt (especially on my legs, they're lagging behind in comparison to the rest of my body).

All I've gained has been been with a pair of 25 lb dumbbells, a barbell with max weight of 125 (I'm poor, can't afford a gym), and VERY ghetto bodyweight exercises (think dips, and a few of my own creations).

Pic related, it's me on my second rest day.

OP here - I can tell. :/

Also, I've never taken supplements before (not trying to brag, just saying). Forgot to mention that in my original post.

140? Christ you are a fucking lightweight.

I am 6'0" and vary between 165lbs and 170lbs on a daily basis depending on how much i eat and crap and not an ounce of fat on me and I haven't had a proper excersise routine in 4 years and I sure as hell do not look like you.

I'm 5'5" and 140 something at 6% body fat and it looks like your arms have more definition than mine. It looks/sounds to me like you need to start focusing on your chest and core more, maybe your back too.

Op, it's probably just the angle, but, stay low on the shrugs, your upper traps are become a bit humongous in comparision to the other parts of your body.

Any other pics? where your stood straight?
Im 6' and about 150lbs atm and would like to compare.
Nice traps, theyre fucking huge

You should take a picture of you standing up straight and not hunched over like a caveman. For S's and G's.

Yeah, I'm poor as fuck, can't afford to eat excessively and thus gain weight. Trust me, I've tried.

>>297863

My back is good, I definitely need to focus on chest more though, you're right.

>>297867

Yeah, I don't even do shrugs often, I have no idea why they've grown so much.

>>297873

No, but I can take one and post a new thread later with several pics.

I posted>>297863

I think it'll look ok if he works his chest out really hadcore for a bit, and his core more also. But right now I'd say chest is most important.

Just another side note. I'd have to imagine that your arms aren't going to get any bigger with the weights you have now. You may want to save up for a weight set with adjustable weights, and just more weight in general.

Not saying that your gains aren't impressive, just a bit of advice.

Also, how much space does your stuff take up?
Im also a poorfag but I dont have too much space either.. Any reccomendations on what I should buy?

Dumbbells or better yet a kettle bells, because you get bigger weights for cheaper. And they only take a little bit of space.

OP here.
I was thinking of buying those but I don't really know what exercises you can do with them - then again, there is Google :p.

In the next few months I'm looking to get a pull up bar and a pair of 40 lb dumbbells, though if I can find some heavy kettle bells I'm sure I could put them to use, too.

How much did you weigh when you started?

The outie scares me more than those traps, isn't there some operation you can perform to get rid of that horrid shit?

155 or so. Within the past few months I cut down around ten pounds, give or take.

I like my outie. D:
