Bulk foods from warehouse stores if you have them. You can score a lot of chicken for cheap if you buy in bulk and freeze. Brown rice is about $2-2.50 per a bag that has a ton of servings. Mix half chicken stock and half water and follow the directions to make it. A dozen of eggs where I live (brown natural farm fresh, large) is $1.88. You can put about 4 whites and 2 yolks in a bowl and whisk them then microwave for 2 minutes on power 50 add some cheese and go for another 30-60 secs and, take out of bowl, cut in half, put on hamburger bun or on whole wheat bread. Oscar meyer family size turkey is about $5 for a pack that has a 24 slices with 4g of protein a slice. Natural peanut butter is good but it will get old when you don't feel like licking your gums, I get the jiffy no stir shit (not AS natural but whatever I don't have all day). Tuna fish is super cheap and is full of protein. You can make pasta for cheap, a pound of ground chuck is like $2-3 bucks and will make 3-4 burgers (tons of protein). George foreman grill and a few spices and you can make it no problem.
