Sup /fit/

So I am going to a nutritionist/dietitian at my school tomorrow. I am in pretty good shape (Army ROTC). I can run a 14:00 two mile, 55 push ups, and 65 sit ups on my PT test. I lift weights every other day and do PT with a ranger instructor three days a week, but I am not losing body fat. I am getting faster and better but I am not dropping fat, what should I ask the nutritionist?

Here's your solution:
Eat slightly less.

Simple eh? Reduce your intake for 500 calories per day.

so what exactly is your problem?

Navy ROTC here OP.

Same sort of issue, beast in the gym, crush the PRT but my BF is stuck around 20-21%.

However that % comes from our archaic rope/choke way of measuring BF%.

I'd suggest trying a water displacement test or something else to get a more accurate BF% estimate.

Also, don't lie to your nutritionist, fess up to all the beer, late night mexican and other shit you eat every now and then so she can get a good picture of your current intake.

I have a GF of 22% and need to get it down. I have kind of hit a platue and because of the way my weight is distributed I am technically over weight

Ask what foods and supplements increase your metabolism. I think vitamin D does.

Army PFT is a joke, Navy PRT is a joke. Nasty fatbodies

14 minutes for two miles? That's 2,7km on the Cooper test, which is somewhat okay. I did that without really training.
