sup OP, well I have the same problem and I am still slowely correcting it, first: you need a multi-vitamin, and/or a iron pill suppliment you need to eat well have fibers and red meats now for the self part: Getting no more than 9 hours sleep per day 8 is good, also try to make sure u sleep before 12 at night, you get more tired as the day goes on so regulating is good. You can get creams at the drug store too which help, also get some green tea tea-bags and soak them in cold water and place on your eyes for 10 minutes, do this 5/7 times per week if you are dedicated. dont stare at the tv or computer screen for more then 30 minutes straight give yourself a break once in a while after then you can go back to lurk/trolling. Regular exercise is great, retain your health and eat plenty. Dont use soap on your face and try to stay away from putting water on your face too often, it will take away from your natural oils.
