Abs Anonymous
New to the Health and Fitness board, I just had a question for those who really know what they are doing. What is the best diet/workout for abs? I cut fast food and soda out of my diet, and I run 3 miles daily. Is that good enough? Should I only eat lean products or stick to chicken? I have a flat stomach but i would really like to get into better shape ab wise. Please help, tips, or eating habits would be greatly appreciated.

You are a moron.

The OP is asking about abdominal muscle exercises, as opposed to how he can lose fat on his stomach.

You can spot gain... try doing curlz 4 gurlz every other day for a year and nothing else.

How many guys have you seen with great abs but shitty looking bodies? Not that many huh, that's for two reasons mainly..

For starters it'd look fucking retarded, secondly you need to work out all parts of your body in order to burn the fat efficiently. You can't really aim at one area.

Unless you're a real skinnyfag there's seldom any need to bulk up, just burn that excess fat.

Haha learn to quote, man. Just click on the post number and it does it automatically.

Eat a lot of protein. Get some whey protein, eat that. People try to make rocket science out of this but it really just comes down to: don't eat like an idiot. If you're trying to lose fat, eat a few hundred calories less than you need per day. If you're trying to gain muscle, eat a few hundred more.
