okay /fit/ heres the issue. Whenever I have a protein shake or two within the day I'll get a horrible case of the shits.

How do I go about fixing this, what sorts of things should I eat.

They make you shit properly. If you eat nothing but protein you WILL get the shits. Fiber adds bulk and consistency to the poo, so you don't get the squirts.
