Hey I've been working out for the past 6 months and so far have dropped around 30 pounds (I was only 190 pounds to begin with at 6"0). I cut out all the sodas/chips/fast food and whatever. I have been eating only home made meals with healthy proteins and great amounts of salad, drinking only water or green tea and taking daily vitamins. However last night I had a bitesize snickers bar and god damn I still love these things after not having any for 6 months.

My question is how many can I afford to eat a week without gravely affecting my current progress? I'm guessing 2 or 3 a week? Thanks guys.

I eat plenty of fruit and whatnot but I just can't find a substitute to this :/

OP, stop being such a goddamn sissy. It would appear you have yourself a decent eating schedule, and eating 2-3 of those candies 2-3 times a week is going to be a MINIMAL barrier to your weight loss.

Your life is too short to micromanage everything like some anal priss.

Man up, eat the candies.
