TL;DR = How do I setup a routine
18 yrs old
150-155 lbs
21-22 BMI
Eats egg breakfast, no lunch, healthy supper with either chicken, fish, lamb and a vegetable and a carb.

Haven't done any decent cardio for 3 months, and if I wait any longer, I know how much I'll hate myself.

unTL'DR
I have a 'goodlife' gym membership, and now because of you faggots, I don't want to use Machine weights in fear of not getting stabalizer muscles and killing myself down the road
I'll suck it up and use free wieghts, fine.

My goal is to be agile and endurable, maybe 180 lbs

Does anyone have links as to what I should do, how do I know when to start using a heavier wieght, how to lift weights, w/e etc etc.

it's amazing, doesn't hurt your back, and you really get results in just a few days
Is there a free weight replacement that will work just as well? Fuck crunches and fuck you for typing the word crunches.
Or can I use this machine for abs and not worry about it.

and another thing, there are other machines I use like the ones for my legs, how the hell can I replicate that with weights? or once again can I just use the machines instead and not worry about stabalizer shit
