What does /fit/ think of Pilates? Not all rage posts please.I'm 6', 185ish lbs, tall and thin with too much belly for my own good (otherwise known as "skinny-fat"). I want to lose that fat, tighten those abs.My first experience at Pilates was painful, but interesting. Most exercises involve focus on other parts, but involve the abs. Then when your abs are on fire, that's where the focus shifts. But is it good?
Pilates? are you male? If so you need to go out and run and when you get back do as many sit ups as you can, then do 50 more. Stop being a bitch and fuckin do it.
I'm male, I like Pilates. I don't do just pilates, but I take some movements and ideas from it and add it to my workouts.
