Hi /fit/!I have had problems with my left shoulder in the past. When people use me as a punching bag in boxing, my shoulder clicks as I throw a hook. It's also gone crunch a few times in BJJ a la americana and kimura.My physio recommended some exercises to help stabilise the joint after those injuries. These included scaptions, lying cobras(?) and pec/lat stretches.Lately I have noticed my left shoulder is experiencing lingering pain after benching. Google-fu reveals in my stupidity I have probably caused an imbalance in the muscles that support my shoulder from the back. I have added a rear delt machine, face pulls, and stability pushups (using a gym ball) to my workouts.tl; dr: My left shoulder is fucked, the muscle at the back is probably too weak. Pls halp, advise me on what exercises to do!
