How do I know if my workout is enough? I don't go to a gym so I just do the basic stuff, jogging, crunches, push ups, and squats again when my legs stop aching like a mother. In case you haven't noticed I am new to this lol.

>>259720The aching will go away as you get used to working out. Just keep at it, and basically do whatever your exercise is to failure. for example, bicep curls, do them with sufficient weight until you can't do them any more.
