Well, what's been working for me is doing a lot of curls. I feel that this greatly enhances my lightsaber control and "snap".
Give it a try, usually I do 3 sets of 10 normal curls, then 2 sets of 12 hammer curls, and 2 sets of 10 concentration curls.
If you really wanna challenge yourself, try doing these 1 legged. If you wanna challenge yourself even more, do them 1 legged on a bosu ball. This will really work those stabilizers you need for lightsaber combat.
