I want a stomach like this soo badly, but i'm so shit at keeping diets.At the moment I'm too curvy and I have love handles, slowly gaining more weight. I know junk food is bad for me but I always give up on a diet after like 2 days and end up eating poo food again.Can /fit/ help me out with a good diet plan I can easily stick to??List some food that will help me lose weight while still keeping interest.
