Hey /fit/ I want a 6 pack.I've been working on my stomach for quite a while and it's starting to show, but it only really shows when I flex my stomach. I have some stomach fat that I need to get rid of so it can be more visible.The only stomach exercise that I do is this Abdominal Wheel which is pretty awesome because it works more than my Stomach.Any tips of making my 6 pack show better? Ways of losing that stomach fat? It's not much but it's there. And yes I eat healthy.
Lower your bodyfat %The general number is about 9% although it depends on the person and how defined the muscles are.
well if you want to see it for like a day, cut your water intake down. by half, at least.
