I'm 5'6, 140 lbs.

How much water can I drink in a day without dying?

How should I spread out the intake, instead of just gulping it all?

What will this do to me?

bodybuilders drunk ~10-12 litres a day leading up to comps.

get a water bottle (~1.25 is ideal) and sip on it all day. 2-3 litres is good for an average person.

you arent very likely to kill yourself drinking water, that takes a LOT of water, like to the point that you would be forcing it into yourself and trying not to throw it up

It's definitely possible to kill yourself by drinking too much. It's way easier if you're also running a marathon of course.
