I need to lose 10kg, just in order to not be a fatty. Preferably the sooner the better, you know.
I do not own any exercise equipment nor belong to a gym.
Suggestions of how I should do this?

Run, swim and/or ride a bike. Look up HIIT it's good for you. Eat healthy, do you really need a fucking guide on how to eat healthy? Eat fruits, veggies, white meat, whole wheat, water, eggs, oats. As far as height while it's possible that you can grow it get's unlikelier the older you get. By 19 you're basically done growing (of course it changes from person to person); however, there is no way to check.

Obviously eating healthy is what I should be aiming for, but does that mean cutting out meats? I've heard that you should cut out red meat and only have chicken/fish or something like that. In what proportions should the foods be eaten? Etc.
