So after I got home from my workout of lifting and swimming I literally devoured my fridge. I couldn't help myself, it was like a reflex. I know I don't have to eat anywhere near that to upkeep my weight but I just couldn't help my self, now I know you must be thinking ' this guy doesn't have any self discipline ' but I can assure you that is not the case. Lets take icecream and chocolate for example, I LOVE these two delicasies and they were part of my weekly pleasures, but I completely dropped them after reworking my eating habits ( I think I had a piece of chocolate 4 months ago ) . But there is a craving, a lust for something so much more deeper than pleasure, a NEED for it, its like a drug for me, I cannot escape it, it fills my thoughts with itself whenever I'm hungry and I cannot escape it for I must devour all of it... Ready for it?

Meat. Yeah, meat.

I think I ate atleast 3 lbs of meat and by god... I think I want more. It doesn't matter what kind of a meat it is, chicken, fish, cow, pig, dog, caribou, rabbit, cat, deer, bear, raw, blue rare, very rare, rare, rare plus, medium rare, medium, medium well done, its all good. Its like I cannot stop salivating when I think about it, even when I'm bloated it only takes for an hour or two and I'm right back at it. What the hell is wrong with me? Is there such a disease as meatholism? '' Hello my name is Anonymous and I'm a meat-a-holic '' , '' HI MR.ANONYMOUS! '' . *Sigh*, in anycase is there anyone with similiar 'problems' ? I would also like to say that I'm a pretty quiet person during the day but at night I'm like a totally different person ( I like to party without alcohol ) .

P.S Does /fit/ get urges during 2-3 am to go outside in to the darkness and have a nice sweaty run?

lift more. After my workouts i just try not to throwup and force some whey down my throat....eat anything else solid is completely out of the question.

I've done the meat sandwich on slices of meat before. Curry chicken in between two steaks. It's so damned good.

Fellow borderline carnivore myself, OP. I see no problems with your cravings - except maybe devouring the ENTIRE fridge at once. Next time, try only eating half.

Just went for a late night jog.

The worlds real nice just past 11:30 at night. No traffic, no annoying noise, no sunlight.

what you need to do is treat meat as your vice. I train really hard and have a really good diet, but I like to drink beer.
I don't deny myself beer because then I'll just want it more, So I treat it as my one off.
Which is what you should do with meat, don't deny yourself it... cos then you'll want it more. Just keep it under control, even training harder to compensate.
It aint the end of the world.

Yes I do get urges to go out and run, but I dont that late because it will affect my sleep. Which is stupid.

OP here. I just woke up and I feel like a bear fresh out from hybernation ( slept 12+ hours ) . Thanks for the positive feedback, I'm now gona DEVOUR some oatmeal and hit the gym and do some SQUAAAAAAAAATZ!
P.S I will still be eating delicious meats when you america fags have your depression.
