Friends.
On of them says, 'Look at all these guys with the ripped abs, they are all drinking protein shakes, that's why they look like that'.
Said friend goes to the gym with me for 1 year, and still 'wants to tone', ignoring EVERYTHING i tell him, because according to him 'i'm too muscular with too big legs, and don't get laid.' I wish i made this stuff up.
Or another friend who is over 2 meters tall and weighs 70 kg, and considers himself extremely fit, even though he smokes over a pack a day and eats nothing for 2 days straight. He also advocates that 'You don't need a good diet, if you just lift 3 times a week and eat whatever you want you'll still get an awesome physique'.
These people prefer not to listen to me, because 'You get your stuff from the internet, it's all bullshit, this bodybuilder down there told me this and that'. Even though i lift and outperform said musclehead.
