Hey /fit/ help me out

I'm running the mile for track and field tomorrow at around 2PM. What should I eat to run faster?

Well, unless you're a troll...

Basically you won't really be able to eat anything to go faster.

Focus on stuff that won't cause cramps, and a light meal beforehand.

Carbo-loading won't really help, but I suppose it couldn't hurt tonight. Go pasta.

Nope, you'll be fine and everyone will think you are cooler.

Seriously though, there isn't anything you can eat that will make you run faster. If you are seriously concerned about your running time, than you could start a training regiment. Otherwise, just have fun.
