Different muscle groups Anonymous
Hey /fit/

When it comes to different muscle groups I am not very switched.. so i ask you guys :D

I am currently dead lifting 95kg (209 lbs), shoulder press about 27.5kg (60.5 lbs) on about 8 reps and well I don't think the chest muscle groups would come into play but in case I decline dumbbell chest press about 27.5kg (60.5 lbs) and incline chest press about 25kg (55 lbs)... last time i checked I way about 71kg (156.2 lbs) and I can do 3 sets of 10 over grasp heaves..

As I said I am not very switched on when it comes to uses of different muscle groups, so this is my question, my girl friend ways about 55kg (121 lbs) and I can lift her and fuck her against a wall (her biggest turn on when a guy can dominate her) but not for very long, I would like to know what kind of exercises or endurance weight circuits I can do and for what muscle groups I should focus on to be able to lift her longer and with more ease..!? I really want to be the best fuck she has ever had..

Yeah i googled for like 5 minutes for this shitty picture.. hope it puts a good enough picture in your heads :)

when you're picking her up initially you're grasping her body, but you're actually squatting her weight up; thats why its easy... your legs/glutes/hams come into play.

However when you're holding her up, its your upper body strength that keeps her up there; thats why you're having trouble keeping her up there for very long.

also your core is going to come into play balancing both yourself and her weight as you pummel into her.

this is one of those few times that your biceps will need to be strong but it wil lbe more of an endurance issue... hence more reps to give your biceps greater endurance.

traps, shoulders, forearms, back, etc. your entire upper body and core.

i'd focus more on endurance - greater reps.

lol great my biceps are my weakest muscle group .. but thanks for the advice, I just started a new program about a week ago and my sets consist of 12, 10, 8, 6(max weight) then 12 reps drop weight, would you say keep with this or should I be doing something like drop weight and do like 15 reps per set or something?

they always say to stop at 12 because anything above 12 is just muscular endurance and not growth.

so yeah, I'd go with 15 more more, and drop the weight. you're not going for an increase in strength since you can already pick her up, but training your muscles to hold the load longer.

you're putting your arm muscles through the same motion as a marathon would do for your legs... so its just a matter of load over time.

I may be totally off here but pushups may be the way to go. can you do 100 easy?

I always find it easier to pin their legs back by locking out my arms, then she wraps her arms round your neck/back

otherwise, i dunno. never had a short gf

Whats a good forearm exercise? Hammer curls? my forearms at there current are very toned but that would have to with my job (holding a rifle all the time) but I don't really know any exercises I could do to bulk my forearm muscles?

yeah as gay as this sounds, hammer curls in the 15 - 20 rep range will probably help a ton
