sup /fit/?

So about seven months ago I joined the gym, began eating healthily and started working out around six times a week for an hour and a half every day, plus half an hour of swimming.

Recently, I moved house. In fact, I moved 120 miles away from my home town and therefore, my gym. Since I got here, I've done some running every so often and gone to the gym a couple of times, but we all know that the best way to lose weight/tone up is to have a regular regime planned out.

I haven't gained any weight but I've lost all my firmness and it's making me feel like shit. I'm just finding it so difficult to get myself back into the routine of eating healthily and working out nearly every day.

So I need a little bit of advice from you guys, as you're the experts.

Can you recommend me an easy to follow diet, and try and inspire me with your stories of really pushing yourself after slacking off for awhile? Also, a decent work out would be helpful.

I really, really want to get my firmness back and possibly drop some more weight.

Thanks.

Do what you did before, it obviously works.

are you fucking stupid? working out six times a week is pointless, your muscles need time to recover.
