Did you just wake up? If so then it's allllll goood nigga.

If you haven't slept a full night or whatever is good for you (try biphasic or polyphasic) then your nerves will be shot and anyone worth their weight when it comes to fitness will tell you that A) that's dangerous and B) not as productive since you won't be getting that extra neural firing to wake up the fibers.

See, a friend gave me a copy of case closed, but thats another story for another time

I did sleep from 7 to 9 and 10 30 to 2 though

how should you eat after just waking up?
just go work out and eat 30 mins later, or is it important to start out with some energy?

If you're trying to burn fat, a lot of people recommends working out on an empty stomach. Personally I'll have a garden salad with no dressing and a cup of tea then wait 30 min, so I at least have some antioxidants in my system.

If you're working out for performance and fitness, you should eat first.
