Ok /fit/ I've been on a slippery slope for a while with my body getting worse and worse... I'm 6'2 and 16 stone and decided I'm going to lose it. Sticking to a plan and doing it isn't a problem for me, what to do it.

I was thinking I'll hit the gym twice a week, do 30min on bike/running and 10 min on the rower before hitting the weights machines. Eat healthier ofc, got some free weights at home to lift nightly but what else or what can ya'll suggest?

Maybe x pushups every morning or some such?

I'm a complete nub to fitness and need your help.

225Lbs? God damn fat ass.
Jog, jog, jog, bike, jog, do as many push ups and sit up as you can, and jog some more.
Remember sunblock and coconut lotion.

When lifting weights make sure you use the next day to recover

jog 100miles in the morning 100miles in the evening, oh wait you can't. start small then build up dummy, nobody here knows how far you'll have to run to challange yourself.

Giving the OP some parameters would be nice, though.

Since you're a fatty, try running half a mile and see how well you do. You may have to run less, or even just walk, but if you stick to it, you'll do fine. Do TONNES of jumping jacks, and jump rope for 5 min to start, and see how you feel.

Doing cardio is going to get the weight off, good luck, OP! <3

Get a fucking heart rate monitor watch... jog for an hour every night... keep your heart rate at ~130

you will lose 2-3 lbs a week
