Number 1, get a good multivitamin. Go to a vitamin shop, the people who work there usually know what they're talking about, they can help you pick one out that is good for what you want and need. They are a little expensive but worth are very worth it.
Then you should get up and eat a big healthy breakfast (cook it the night before if you need to). Then take quality snacks with you to school. Make your own protein bars, the store bought ones are pretty much junk. I like these http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_31336,00.html Eat them in between classes when you're hungry. If a teacher complains then you complain to them, you have to do it for yourself.
Weight gainer will not make you less hungry, you need to buy a $30 crock pot or slow cooker and look up recipes to make in it. Throw the ingredients in it before you leave in the morning, set it to cook slow and when you get home you'll have a meal waiting. Other than that you can eat stuff that doesn't take 30-45 minutes to prepare. Raw or steamed veggies, cold homemade subs, ect. You don't have to make a big fancy meal but if you're always hungry, replacing the little food you get to eat with something with little nutritional value is not a good idea.
