Today I ask you, how can I get my calfs to be bigger? My tights are ok but the calfs are small so it looks like chicken legs.

Fuck yeah, one legged squats are the most manly yet underrated leg exercise known to man.

Also, calves are the hardest spot on your body to add mass, so don't be surprised if you have a hard time getting your calves ecksbawks hueg even with proper training and nutrition.

i think the problem is that people neglect them, calf raises and doing squats on the balls of your feet should be ample
