So this is me /fit/. I'm 5'8" and I weigh like 155 lbs, and I have horrible posture. I want to have a more defined muscular body and try to correct my posture, please help!

Yoga
+ great for posture
+ meet chicks
- chicks think you're gay, or that you're taking yoga only to hit on them

but maybe you'll get lucky anyway.

I've always thought that might be the best option for me - I'm pretty poor so I can't afford to buy a bunch of exercise stuff.

So that said I guess I should be more specific, I'm hoping someone knows some stuff I can do at home that'll help?
