Sup, first of all, this is a picture of where I'm at right now.

I've had a club/gym membership for a while, I just never went. Maybe a personal trainer would be a good idea if I really dedicate myself to this?

Anyway, what would you do first if you wanted to get bigger? I kinda hate how my waist sorta comes inward and my rather bad posture. I went to the club yesterday and I did chest/arm/shoulder machines for about 45 minutes and I hurt bad afterward. It was pretty painful this morning, only the first day though so yeah.

imagine what you'd consider to be over-eating,
now triple it and eat that after your workouts.

This is the best advice you will ever get and will save you from months if not years of wasted workouts.

eat a big portion of slow digesting carbohydrates (OATZ) in the morning and some form of protein with every other meal. on workout days, you should almost always feel "stuffed".

anyways op:
ditch the machines, go for squatz / deadlifts / benchpress / incline dumbell press / overhead barbell press / dumbell rows etc etc

ask a trainer how to do them, doesnt matter if you start light, if you do it right you will feel it.
3-4 sets of 8-10 reps with increasing weight, slow down fast up.

Do this for a week and you're hooked, you will dread your resting days.

Also, eat like a fucking whale and get enough sleep (8-9 hours)
