Yo, fit.

So I train all of the time and i'm in real good shape, pretty big, looked ripped, but there's just one thing that bother's me. I really want to just cut all the fat away from my abs, and whilst my abs are visible, I don't know how to completely burn all of the fat away from them so they look fucking awesome. I normally do a 2 hour weight workout / 1 hour of martial art work / then finish with about 30 minutes cardio work. Nothing seems to be having an effect though.

Any tips?

You can't target fat loss. I recommend replacing your cardio with HIIT. You should see better results that way.

This may sound silly, but what does HIIT actually consist of?

A few minutes on google will give you answers.

It consists of something like 30 seconds of jogging, 30 seconds of sprinting, etc...

Or instead of 30 seconds, sometimes 1 minute.

You keep doing this, and it's pretty intense.

Build enough muscle that a thin layer of fat does shit all?
2 hour workouts is silly, far too long. Swap program to build some strength instead of super volume shit.
Also, HIIT on off days.

Also, best exercise for abs: push yourself away from table.

you train too fukin much. Get in the gym and get the fuck out. You dont need more than an 1.5 hours of weights per day. why the fuk are you doing cardio the same day you lift and do martial arts?

who are you superman? you would have to be cause to be able to actually have a life and train that much you much run at light speed.
