Guys, i had peanuts with coke and it sucks.
I spit greasy shits, my mouth feels awfull, and I pee orange pee that smells like the fucking peanuts.
I`ve had It, I was 80 kilos when i was 14 then I got In shape and was 65.
Now I weight 90, go to the gym but I just feel like crap all of the day.
I feel sleapy almost all of the time, and would suffocate if I try to run.
How did it come to this, maybe I`m too self-endulgent for my own good.
I talked with a friend last night and told him that I used to be fat, just like him but pulled my shit together and got in shape.
He said that Its not worth the labour and sacrifices, and well to be honest I never actually gave up junk food.
I didn`t thought of it then, but is it really so bad to give up junkfood and don`t stay so long on the couch.
I think not, I`m spending too much on shits that don`t really do anything usefull for me, instead of spending the money on something meaningfull.
My life shouldnt be that empty, the highpoints in my day shouldnt be mastrubating, driking coke and eating junkfood.
Fuck it, I never wanna feel this sedeted ever again!

Find something meaningfull to you, get hobbies, overcome your probles, go out and do things that you enjoy eventually youll meet people whit similar hobbies etc...

1) Learn how to fucking breathe during your workout (Breathing is the key to exercise)

2) During cardio pace yourself, conserve your strength.

3) Lift at least 3 times a week (Buy a pair of dumbells)

4) DON'T EAT: Anything fried, too much nuts, egg yolks, non-trimmed meat, chips, SODA, not even diet ( soda is like liquid sugar/fat)

5) Do eat: Fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken breast, lean meat cuts, oatmeal.

6) Drink shitloads of water!
