you're going to need to add some more protein shakes probablyI mean i just skimmed through and didnt really add up how much protein youve got therebut you should have at least a gram of protein per pound of your weight
also I'm pretty sure I have a proper post workout meal and shake on days I do liftshake immediately following the lift and then a meal about 30m after
if you want to feed the muscle then why the fuck are you taking out the egg yolks
"feed the muscle" not sure what you mean by this, but you can not gain muscle and lose fat at the same time, you can maintain the muscle though
