Can it be accomplishments thread nao plz?

Sup /fit/, i'm wondering what you guys did to get to the point you're at. It's interesting to read how people came to reach their goal. So far what i have done is work out every day for 45 minutes or more and in a 2 month period shed about 20 pounds.

Nice work, anon.

For the last 2 months I've worked out 3 times a week, started eating right and sleeping properly and gained 15 lbs so far. Hopefully I'll be able to gain another 20 and make it to 150 in the next few months.

For one year I have been watching what I eat and exercising more. Nothing extreme, but some solid lifestyle changes to keep myself burning excess fat. I've lost 90 pounds so far (from 300 to 210), and I'm planning to get to 185 while building some muscle.
