I didn't sleep last night

my alarm just went off (5:45), so normally I'd be waking up now and doing 2x50 pushups and 2x25 extended crunches

then I'd run for thirty minutes afterwards

I guess I still ought to, but I really don't want to -_-

OP just got back from running

only twenty minutes instead of thirty, but I guess it's better than nothing

eating oatmeal now, then shower, then pushups etc. (at least 1/2 of total)

then work for nine hours

yay
