Hey /fit/a couple weeks ago the bottom of my right foot started itching, and I pulled off my sock to discover this patch of dry skin about an inch and a half in diameter. It was so dry it had cracked, which is why my foot was itching. So I started putting lotion and/or gelled vitamin E on it every night, and it got better to the point that it didn't itch or hurt to walk on, but it never went away. Just a couple days ago I noticed a patch of peeling skin between my two smallest toes, which actually had a rather deep crack in it right where my toe bends.So my questions here are:are the two things related?what is it?and what can I do about it?pic just a random foot
probably just what it seems, really dry skin. drink a lot of water for a week and see what happens.
Athlete's foot.I'm shocked you've never had it till now.
OP here, that actually makes perfect sense. I don't know why I didn't think of it, since my shoes don't have good ventilation and my feet are always sweaty. So what are some quick ways to get rid of it, apart from getting new shoes?
