Hello /fit/ I've been running on the eliptical for 50 minutes 4x a week for the past 2months and went to the doctor today and haven't lost any weight. I know the whole muscle weighs more than fat but I mean I haven't changed anything at all, Im still at 316lbs since two months ago, I changed my diet to what I think is healthy. Maybe I'm just needed to switch things up in the gym? So I was wondering if you guys have any tips and good exercises I could do?
