Hey /fit!

I'm 5"7, about 155 or 160 pounds and have been doing the rippetoe routine for about five or six months now.

I've made good gains in strength and weight loss and I'm looking for a change. Most weightlifters I've heard or know talk about five or six day weightlifting routines a week where they target a specific muscle group per session.

Can you please give me some example routines to try?

I did the second one at the bodybuilding.com site

that + 5-15 minutes of HIIT 2-3 times a week at the end of each lifting session

shit kicked my ass so hard, but then again I did it for cutting and wasnt bulkan. so I'm sure if I do it when I bulk it wont be as bad seeing as i'll be getting plenty moar carbs & protein
