Mass is easy to get, if you want it. Try the MAX-OT workout, it has everything from nutrition basics to workout routines to lifting techniques.
I have been doing it myself for 8 weeks now (naturally, no roids) and am very happy with my progress so far. I am not a big build, this program works for everybody.
I encourage all who are willing to put in just 40 mins a day, 4-5 days a week to give it a shot. It's your body, your life. Live it well!
