i'd say go for a 1500-1800 range for a little but, take 2 whey shakes a day, eat lean meats and vegetables. try to lower carbs. do that for two weeks and then readjust. if you need to up your carbs for energy then do it. sometimes, i'll cycle carbs, 120g wo days, 60 off days, and one cheat day, within reason.
