>>75777 I'm not sure which kind of skating you're referring to, but biking is generally known as an excellent, all-around exercise. Low impact, versatile and easy to start. You can get around quickly (humans on bikes are more efficient with their energy usage than any other creature on earth) or hit some hills and high-speed high-gear riding to burn more fat. All around great habit to take up, plus quads and calves FTW. In the end really, it comes down to what you will stick with and what you will enjoy doing the most.
