Swimming is the best solution for you if you don't want to bulk, you will gain muscle mass, specially slow twitch fibers (resistance over strength) and it's a wonderful cardio. But as a side note, if you are a woman, is going to be really difficult to you to gain a lot of mass, just keep your working routine for some months, i'm pretty sure you are going to make progress but you will not become bulky at hall.
