1. How much do you weigh? Based on that take 1-1 1/2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight.
2. Carbs. It all depends on your metabolism, you could take in anywhere up to 5-700 based on that.
3. Sleep. 8-10 hours a night if possible.
4. If a gym or weights are not available, look up body weight exercises. Pushups, couch dips, sit ups, squat benders, etc.
