Poorfag here. I've accomplished this physique with -

Two 20 lb dumbbells
and
An EZ Curl bar with a max weight of around 120-something.

Legs need work, but not bad.

My diet is all right.

I don't take supplements and never have.

Am I looking good?

Everything about you fails. You have decent (not even large) sized arms, only because of your biceps (which are unimpressive). Your triceps are tiny because your arms are very narrow. Your shoulders need more work.
You have absolutely no pecs and no lats at ALL, no forearms, and no abs (I don't consider abs being so skinny that you an see the abs, "abs") although your traps are decent.

You're looking ripped, but people with your physique are generally fucking weak so it doesn't matter what you look like. Lay off of the curlz for girls shit too. Your biceps sound fairly strong and are a decent size, but are freakishly overperportioned when compared to the rest of your body. At least work on your fucking deltoids to even them out with your biceps.

When body building.. you build your body the same way a house is built-START FROM THE GROUND UP.

Legs first.. then thighs,, then upper body in general.

Rotate the regimen so that you are working & alternating the muscles being worked out with each set... that way you can work each set of muscles in quick succession.. such as forearms.. biceps,, shoulders, pecs,, abs,, back.. then on to the calves,, thighs and start over..

PRO TIP: the same amount of reps and the same weight each time doesn't help you gain mass.. which you desperately need. Pushing yourself beyond your limits gives you mass.

ie: More weight lifted w/lower reps = mass.
Whereas less weight lifted with more reps = tone.
Meet somewhere in the middle eventually and you'll be badass looking.

But do not overdo it or you'll look like the guy in the pic, which isn't a good thing.
