There's nothing wrong with "cheating", thats a bodybuilder word. What you consider cheating is just a variation of an exercise, learn the difference. If anything, cheating is using straps or a belt to help lift heavier weight.

Grow up you motherfuckers, everyone trains differently. If I'm doing a push press goddamnit, that means I'm doing it intentionally. If I'm doing a military press and arching way back, then that's cheating. If I'm doing deadhang pull-ups and I start kipping to help get up, then that's cheating. If I'm intentionally doing kipping pull-ups, then that's not cheating. If I'm suppose to be doing back squats and only go down one fourth of the way down to lift more weight, that's cheating. If I'm doing box squats, that's not cheating. For fuck sakes you idiots, training IS NOT dogmatic.
