There's no overall difference between the amount of nutrients received between rectal and normal ingestion, but the rectal method will allow your body to absorb them faster, which may be a plus if you're looking for a quick boost right before training.

I have killer abs thanks to my kickboxing training and a mix of abs exercice (sit up, crunches, leg lift, hitting it with pads) for a total of 200 a days
hard as concrete

the genetic/low body fat is the excuse of fatass who are too lazy to move their fucking ass to do more than 5 good crunches in a row

You're an idiot.
When I bulk, I get up to around 220-230lbs. You can not see my abs. My body fat rises to around 16%.

When I'm about 12 weeks into a cut, I have a body fat percentage of around 6%. You can see my abs quite well. I weigh about 200lbs at this point.

Go rub your 15 inch arms.
