it is a 'best case scenario' for anything related to health+performance+body comp.
if you have the time (laid off, living off mom and dad's welfare, etc) 2 a days are the most dominating win. Note, Olympic athletes utilize AT LEAST 2 a days in their trainings.
keep the bouts short and fresh. Snatchs, skill/technique work, and jumps in the AM, Squats and heavy pulls/rep work in PM
