what kind of excercises / workouts do you do ?

why do you do them?

name 4 reasons, from more to less important.

1. to be strong, since i have to carry heavy sound gear a lot of time.

2. to be healthy.

3. to look good.

4. to have more stamina/self-defense when needed.
