OP here.
I'm taking 5 scoops of Syntha6 daily in addition to meals, and Anabolic Halo after workouts. I also work at a pizza place so I try to eat 1-2 pizzas per day piled high with every type of meat we carry (bacon, sausage, hamburger, peperoni, chicken & ham).
Curent routine starts with machine in pic (feels like an incline bench) then moves to similar machine with a start weight of 2lbs where I double the weight (feels like decline). Then I do flys, then either normal bench or incline flys (depending on how feel), and finish with cable crossovers. Everything is 5x12.
What should I change in my routine?
