Let's try this again...
I'm 5'8'' 170 lbs, I'm gonna start Judo and I want to bulk up on muscle. How should I adjust my diet, my breakfasts usually consist of cereal/oatmeal, chicken or tuna sandwiches, and then dinner is something generically healthy. For exercise I do pushups/situps/low weight bench press. Advice please?

Diet alone isn't going to do jack shit for you. I don't know where people come off thinking eating more protein will build muscle without applying massive stress to their muscles first. It'll take more than pushups/situps, but it's a good start I guess. Do that for a week, then hit the gym and do the circuit/machine room for like a week and then move onto the real weight room. But yeah, eat hella protein while you're at it.

Start doing a strength training program like the one described in Mark Rippetoe's 'starting strength." (google it). This will entail high weight exercises. I am sure your Judo coach will give you plenty of bodyweight stuff to do for endurance.

As far as diet is concerned, keep up the healthy but increase protein intake - eat more lean meat, dairy, etc.

Diet seems ok. Adding bulk or size pretty much requires that you need about 1-1.5 g protein per lb of body weight, so plan accordingly. The rest of your diet seems good. you've already got a solid frame.

Low weight, high rep exercises are difficult to gain mass with, so look into increasing weight gradually. I think sit ups are next to useless for adding strength or bulk, they just burn calories. Vary your push ups with close hands, wide hands, deep push ups (feet on a bed, with two chairs to support you hand and go extra deep into the space between the chairs).

if you're really looking to gain, consider a gym membership and try to follow a strength based routine.
