Hey /fit/ I'm 5'7" and 107lbs. My goal weight is 125lbs. I have a super fast metabolism.. So it's hard for me to just eat my weight up. Got any tips?

5'6" 110 lbs here, I'm in the same boat and also would appreciate any advice.

I'll tell you what I'm doing now: Consuming a lot of protein, putting down my car keys and putting on my Bike helmet. It's doing me good so far.

Actors that need to gain weight for roles melt gallons of ice cream at a low setting in the microwave and chug.

Typically you just want to pack as many carb calories along with a ton of protein as possible. Avoid too many calories from fat or you'll be skinny with heart problems.

I've got a ast metabolism as well. When I wanted to gain weight, I stopped working out for about three months and ate a ton of burger king and pizza. I gained 15 pounds. I lost my six pack. Now I'm bulking up and turning a lot of that fat into muscle and regaining my tone.

It's hard to do that, though. You may want to work out for a good six months and take a month or two off and maintain the same diet, then bulk, then tone. It takes a long time but I've gone from 160 to 180 in two years of doing this. I'm 5'11" and big portion of my weight comes from muscle.

I know I said burger king and pizza, try to avoid that... do something like shakes before you go to bed and since your young maybe eat 3-4 cans of pringles a week. Seriously, just take a can to school with you.
