I am a 5'10 135lb male skinnyfag looking to put on weight. I think I've figured it out though, the reason I'm skinny is because my cupboards just don't have enough food. So I'm looking to fill them up with stuff, and I think it's high calorie stuff I need? Right now I snack on like Apples and Grapes rather a lot, it used to be muffins and that but I changed to fruit instead. I'm not entirely convinced this was my greatest idea.

Anyway, I'm looking for stuff which I can just pick up and eat. Something like an Apple I have no problem with, but stuff like oils and butters I don't really get. I don't think it helps that half the shit I look up is completely alien to me and I have no idea what I should be trying out.

I can't quite figure out when I should be eatting either. Right now I basically feel hungry all the time, I feel pretty much full at meals and then just look for more snacks not long after. Heard the words "how are you hungry, we just ate not long ago" so many times, usually after I go out for lunch.

And lastly, how do I know whether I should be putting on fat or not?

Instead of a snack, eat another meal using the snack as a side dish. If you eat five or six 500 calorie meals a day you will get enough food. Stuff like peanut butter, beans, and meat has a fair amount of calories.

Get some oils, they're high as fuck in calories. Peanut Butter is excellent advice, nuts in general is rather good, almonds too. Whole products are also brilliant as they usually have twice the (or more) calories of normal rice/pasta etc. Oatz with milk and lots of honey for breakfast.

buy almond butter, its expensive as all hell but your tastebuds will love you for it. throw it on some celery, with apples, melt and put in cottage cheese, whatever. Chances are you arent getting enough calories even though you think you eat a lot, if you are full at dinner, eat anyways..shove it down your throat!
