Yo /fit/, do you guys have daily rules you try your fucking hardest to fulfill? Here are mine, for example:

- Eat only when you're hungry
- Run more and sightsee
- 2x50 calisthenics
- Stretch
- Read at least 40pgs a day
- Drink 3L+ water a day
- Practice drum rudiments
- No BARS

If you need rules, you're not trying hard enough.

I do plan my meals out before breakfast so that I'm a bit over or under maintenance, and stick to the plan at least 90%, so I am disciplined, but it's not as though I am constantly fighting to adhere to rules in the face of temptations. That mindset is dangerous.

Oh fuck off. Keeping organized and having reminder's does not make you inadequate in any way, it actually helps people accomplish their goals more efficiently.
