It depends on your body fat percentage, your frame, and other factors.

It's more important to have good cardiorespiratory endurance, and eat a balanced diet if you are worried about health.

I'd need a pic to decide... how much of that 183 is muscle? How much is fat.

And as an ex-swimmer who is getting back in to it... I started eating healthy and have been for the past 4 weeks. And I've been swimming 4-6 times a week, anywhere from 1.5-3 miles a day. I've haven't lost much weight, but I've regained my muscle.

Also, if you eat healthy for a while, eating fast food makes you throw up. I learned that today :/

The correct term would be bulimic. But fuck it. Just because their stomach can handle fried mac n'cheese bites, and fried churros doesn't mean my not so accustomed stomach can.

Yesterday, my meals were:

a giant bowl of Kashi GoLean cereal with no-fat milk.
2 turkey sandwiches, 3 bottles of water, and a huge salad.
My dinner was 6 naked tenders from Buffalo Wild Wings.

Today, that Jack in the Box... doesn't sit well.
