Breakfast was usually a couple of pieces of toast with peanut butter and honey, a banana, and a tall glass of 1% milk. 25g of whey as a snack. Turkey sandwich for lunch. Another 25g of whey. Then something lean and protein rich for dinner (usually grilled boneless skinless chicken breast and broccoli).
