OP here-I know 8 km isnt alot thats why I said is weight lifting enough for fat lost, and the biking as my warm up. I'm also not big on biking, I haven't been on a bike for like 4 years, just using it to get to the gym. And for lifting I'm doing 5x5 reps. Kinda sucks though cause I keep on failling since I haven't been in a gym in a while so I had to reduce a lot. And For eating wise, I eat pretty good, only drink water, no chocolate and I try not to eat anythin with high carbs.
