As this gentleman says, I know. I'm not particularly fat and thanks to my height it doesn't show over clothes, but thing is I want to have at least a flat stomach. Not asking for muscles or anything, just.. not that beer belly.

If there's tips and hints on how to lose weight from that region fast, I'd appreciate.

It'll make muscles, but if you want them to show you need cardio. Something that'll make your heart rate rise over an extended period of time.

I don't particularly want muscles. I just want to lose the extra fat and not have a beer belly, that's all. I can do sit ups easily. Up to 200 in a single go without stopping. Yes, proper sit ups.

But I can't run for shit, at all.

So do another cardio exercise. Dance or jumping jacks or something. Hell, walking is fine. Sit ups WILL NOT BURN FAT.

No. Fat is reduced as a whole, you cannot control where it comes off, only that it does.
