noob here retardedly tall guy
k, so i'm 21, 6'9" and 180 pounds, i wanna start putting on some muscle, i cant afford a gym membership till i start working full time again (6 months fuck) but i do have some weights. what kind of exercises should i do, and how often?

i've tried, believe me, i eat all god damn day and have been since i was 17, is there not any way to start building muscle from a skrawny frame like mine or do i HAVE to become a fat ass?
