Hey /fit/.Pic related, it's me. Inb4 underageb& (yes, underageb& /fit/ here.) Inb4 gay posing, please, we're on /fit/ here, not on /b/.So that's me, started going to the GYM 4 months ago and usually went 2-3 times a week when I didn't have much trouble with school, but there were rainy days when I didn't go at all in a whole week.When I started I was the common WoW addicted 2year player. Fat and lazy. Started working out when I really realised that the summer is coming and I can't look like that.I recently started with not really a diet, but a cut off. No sodas anymore, only cold water and milk (sometimes orange juice, 100% pure). I plan on changing to the stuff I read here, oatmeal in the morning, chicken breast and rice for lunch. 5-6 meals a day and vegetables much more than before.But the thing that I appreciate the most is the friendly people here. Without your help I don't know where I would be now and how I would look like.And one of the things I am very proud of is my will. I keep working until I finally can't anymore, not just until I don't feel like.That's all for now /fit/, there's a lot of stuff I would really like to write about but I don't want to bore you too much than I already did.TL;DR - both thumbs up for you /fit/ !
