I normally drink water, but I cant seem to drink water with meals... I always go to this when I'm eating.

just drink it, phenylalanines have yet to be proven unsafe and you are gonna take in some sodium, so if it's not ridiculous then enjoy. making your own tea takes too long. I cant make and bottle gallons of tea. milk works too thought, and powder gatorade is good, no hfcs, just dextrose and glucose i think.
