those muscles get worked alot while boxing and kicking so anything involving bag workout will deffo help you.

I already have a small one going. But Its purely accidental, I haven't trained for it. My body type is definitely conducive to having one. And when I flex my whole lower body It becomes more pronounced so I am pretty confident that there is a muscle there which I could work out that would improve it.
