Nice and slow or Fast and hasty?

Assisted with high reps (knee push-up) or Old-fashion with med reps?

I do them every fuckin' day after my daily SQUATS, slow and nice baby, palms may cause injury! Its the same to do 10 knee PUSH-UPS assisted and 5 normals, but normals gets you stronger! Weighted? no thanks I'm into some motherfucking dumbbell roll PUSH-UPS!!! or w/e their true name is.

Moderate speed.
Palms flat, out about 45 degrees.
Old-fashion with high reps.
Reps (30, 30, 40)
Normal...only have dumbells so I don't know how I would do them weighted.

I do them nice and slow. A slight pause when I reach each stage. Form is very important.
I do:
1)weighted with a gallon of liquid on my back
2)elevated feet
3)normal
4)wide
5)"triangle"
6)I do them elevated off the floor so I can drop down further than I could at ground level. I put my hands on two surfaces with a space between as well as put my feet on a surface. I usually just use chairs for this. You can go really far down this way.

I do one set near exhaustion, then the next three sets I lower the numbers a bit, then on the last set I go to exhaustion.

Unless you have a gym set which its expensive, doing push-ups every day is the best chest exercise you can have, I always do push-ups at home and bench press when I go to gym (3 days a week).

Not the poster but, I think he means, losing the weights a bit so the dumbbells can roll, and do the dumbbell fly movement and the push-up movement simultaneously, its supposed to be better than normal push-ups but harder to do.

Also its said that doing push-ups with your palms MAY hurt your wrists, but only if you have wrists problems I guess. either way I do them on my fists just to be sure.
