I used to have full body tremors, benign fasciculations, stomach ulcers, and cluster headaches due to stress and anxiety.

6 months learning how to clear my mind and all of these things went away. Now noise cancelling headphones and 20 minutes a day (anywhere/anytime) and i feel awesome

go in a quiet room sit with your back perfectly straight, close your eyes and focus as hard as you can on filling your lungs completely with air and then releasing it completely. the rhythm is important, as well. you want to keep it slow, but you want there to be a consistent cadence. after about 20 or so breaths you'll realize that you haven't been thinking about anything but your breathing for the last couple seconds and that right there will relax you. do for ten minutes a day, at the same time of day, everyday and within a couple of months you'll be able to completely calm down and eliminate all of your stress in 10 or 15 minutes of meditation.
