Have low calorie and little to no fat diet.

Do sit ups, push ups and pull ups, tone the muscle gained from that with yoga, and maybe pick up a martial art if you can.

do HIIT as much as you can every day.

In a year you'll have a godly lean body, with not alot of muscle showing and if you pick up martial arts you'll be able to kill people at will.

True story for all the faggots in the thread. Most actors are not in incredible shape. They are in good, possibly great shape, but not amazing.

What you are seeing in movies in a carefully controlled effort to lower body fat to 4-5% while maintaining muscle mass. This ussually takes the efforts of a nutritionist or personal trainer. The kind of body seen in fight club and raging bull and whatever is simply a good exercise regime with low body fat.

The problem with having such a low level of body fat is that if you miss a couple meals or exercise too much, you start to canabalize your muscles quickly. Therefore, it's not considered healthy; attractive, yes, but not completely healthy.

Having 10-15% is acceptable for the average person who does not have a pre-planned and extremely thoughtout diet, as well as people helping him. It allows for one to not seem chubby, while at the same time having enough body fat that missing a couple meals or running too much won't destroy your muscles and health.
