/fit/ I have recently started dieting and exercising daily. My problem is that I get cramps way to often and it makes exercising more difficult/painful. How can I get my body to stop cramping up so often?

Hey if you really want to lose weight or whatever don't walk. I know it sounds retarded but mens health did a study and showed that if you skip for 10 minutes you lose more weight then walking for 30.

Walking is fine for starting out, pushing someone into overdoing it however is not. Over the next 4 weeks the walking intensity and duration can be increased until he/she is ready to start more intensive cardio .

Well, thanks for the advice.
Like I said I tend to focus on losing some weight and not so much getting into shape or anything similar since I think I'm not doing too bad as it is in that department.

Anyways, since I limit my eating as much as I can, I tend to also get these "stomach cramps" whenever I eat anything solid. How does one prevent that or should I just stick with fluidly foods like porridge or something similar?

A lack of solid food will screw up your entire digestive track, try getting some fiber in there.
