I maxed out at 490 lb till I dropped down to 235 lb 3 years ago for a jaw underbite TMJ surgery. I took a year off school to loose the weight. I started out by doing a detox diet on advice from my dietitian at the time.

From the end of December of 03 to mid Febuary of 04. in that time from the detox alone I dropped 30 lb. At the request of my Dietitian I then went and saw a gastroenterologist. I learned from the gastroenterologist after he tested several stool samples that I don't properly digest animal protein. Whatever I eat I over digested to make up for the lack of amino acids my body can't get from the meat protein sources I eat unless I take expensive ass supplements my insurance won't cover.

My parents seeing how important the surgery was and knowing i needed to loose the weight in order to get said surgery willing paid for the supplements.

From February of 04 to Late August of 04 I proceeded to loose another 180 lb. My diet was a high lean animal protein (buffalo, ostrich, omega-3 eggs, salmon), High Antioxidant (acai juice, blueberries, pomegranates, white tea), and folic acid rich (spinach) rich diet where I drank up to 14 8oz glasses of water a day. My caloric intake was between 700 to 1200 calories at most but typically fell at 800.

I went to the gym 6 days a week for 5 hours switching each day different parts of the body i worked and which type of aerobic exercise i did. Yoga, pilate, free weight, stair machines, and elliptical machines were near daily regime for me.

When i had the surgery in early september i was wired shut for two months. During which time I was a liquid diet of home made chicken soup, garlic rice bean , and seafood gumbo purees.

This caused me to loose another 40 lb. Bringing the total weight lost to 250 to 260 pounds in 9 months. going from a BMI of 25 when I was 490 lbs to a BMI of 14

But since 2006 i have put 90 pounds of weight back on going back up to 320 pound and back to a 25% BMI with a substantially bigger gut than the last time i was this large.

Currently as of the start of this last fall semester I started to eat a near vegetarian diet with my room mates. I try to eat no more than a 1500 calorie a day diet with the classwork and other stuff that has me up and about all day. I walk to class and surrounding shops from where I live.

I'm well on top of what i eat and i keep a food journal. So for some of us who just have fucked up metabolism, Yea 5 hour a day 6 days a week at a gym is what I needed to do to loose the weight in the first place while also having an 800 calorie a day diet. something I obviously can't do while I'm finishing up my undergrad degrees classes for the next two years.

What the fuck should I do to loose the weight again? I need to make sure I have a high enough proper diet caloric intake to fuel my learning but not so much that it doesn't go to waste and become more fat.

Also I was to get an idea of my body type when I'm not fat think of General Iroh. One man army like in build and shape.

And when I'm fat think of me as uncle Iroh. Fatty in the hot tub who is freaking fat.

That blood sugar is way high.
If your not diabetic your very insulin resistant.
I wouldn't be surprised if you had very low T3 levels also.

You need muscle to increase resting metabolism

Bodyfat % of 25 = endomorph.

You're doing it wrong. Endomorphs store fat in a certain way and are more likely to have more fat. Ectomorphs can't gain fucking weight to save their lives. Mesomorphs respond well to exercise and can lose weight and build muscle with relative ease. Mesomorphs can be fat if they don't exercise, and they tend to store their fat exclusively in a few areas (I, for example, keep it in my lower back and stomach but never gain weight in my face, chest, arms, or legs) rather than all over their bodies as endomorphs do.
