I'm freaking out /fit/!

I'm 19. I eat healthy and I never eat a whole lot (sometimes I eat too little actually). I work out a good amount on a daily basis and according to both my Doctor and Nutritionist I'm in optimal health. But here's the problem:

I shave most body hair but some hair on my head and face along with the stubble of hair that's growing back is turning grey. It started a few weeks ago when I noticed one or two silvery hairs when I was brushing my hair and now its starting to become noticeable.

tl;dr I'm 19 and my hair is turning grey

so what do I do?

Eliminate sources of stress.

If I remember right, people get grey hair prematurely if they don't eat enough protein.

Are you Asian? Sometimes Asian people get gray hairs not because of stress or premature graying, but it's genetic.

not asian but if you give me some tape I could try pulling my eyes sideways

I do eat protien though. Am I supposed to eat like an entire package of hotdogs everyday or something?

My friends even tell me that I have a very simple, easy going life.

so now what?

Embrace it. Or buy hair for men.

hair turning gray is genetics and nothing more. only reasonable thing you can do is dye it.

How about...

Quit bloody worrying?
At 15, I had a few (1-2) gray hairs. It's common for people with thick hair. And now I believe they're gone (I haven't really checked).

I have had several gray hairs, always the same ones since I was 14.

I don't know about the grey hair but it's nice to see i'm not the only male that shaves their body hair
>> Anonymous
just go ahead and dye all your hair grey.

Embrace the grey. Then you can be awesome like this guy.

I'd rather have grey hair at a young age than to go fucking bald at a young age, which in my family I discovered, is genetic.

I personally think getting grey or white hair at your age would be amazing.
