Dear /fit/, please suggest me good and reasonable training for the back. I slouch forward without realising it and that's not good. I'd like your suggestion. Love you.
good mornings are good for the back, but the best way to fix your posture is just to sit better. be more aware of your posture. whenever you sit down, imagine there's an invisible string pulling your head up.
SQUATZ and DEDLIFTZ. When I started out training 3 months ago my posture was terrible, now I stand up straight. I still have terrible kyphosis from typing away at laptop all day, but it does seem to get better when I do neck exercises.TLDR - moar weight lifting
DEDLIFZ
>>264092Good mornings train your legs...Answer to OP is pretty straightforward.Deadlift, just remember not to arch your lower back
>>264129they hit your hamstrings a bit, but your legs should move very very little in a proper good morning. good mornings hit your glutes, abs, lower back, and hip flexors to a certain extent.
>>264129>Good mornings train your legs...Good mornings are considered a deadlift replacement, because they hit all the muscles as aforementioned. They hit some muscles harder than a DL would, but still, basically all of the targeted muscles are the same.
