Stability Anonymous
Lately I have become emotionally and mentally unstable. It's really disturbing at some points and I find it quite hard to keep myself grounded. I know this can be hazardous to my health, with some of my thoughts being as irrational and all-around terrible as they are. What stabilizes you /fit/? How can I get myself to get back to reality and chill the fuck out?

I couldn't find a pic to suit this, so enjoy the safari in a car.

If you actually want to feel better, you have to follow the most basic problem solving methods. Find out what's causing the problem, then fix it. If you can't self-analyse well enough, go to a psychiatrist who will tell you what's wrong with you and then you can fix it.

Psychology has gotten so immensely out of hand recently, check Wikipedia's articles on shit like "Bipolar disorder" or "Depression", the level of detail is just amazing considering it's all made up.

See, you're not being depressed because you are fucking up in your life, it's because you have chemical imbalances in the brain, and there's nothing you can do about your depression except take medication! I'm surprised someone didn't start the "ooh I take antidepressants" talk already. People need to man the fuck up these days.
