Fat /v/irgin here.

For the past two months I've been lurking /fit/ to get in shape, basically doing DDR cardio (/r/ "GUN SHOW" comic pls) and cutting back and eating basically fruits, veggies, noodle dishes, and salad (I used to be the fast food double burger, large fries and pizza for dinner guy in my apartment). So far I've lost 21 lbs in 2 months and was wondering if WiiFit can offer anything useful (one of my roomates who works at Best Buy says they got some in stock finally and they go on sale tomorrow), or am I doing ok on my own? I heard it's cardio exercises suck (Step, Hula Hoop, Rhythm Boxing, and Joggling in Place lol wut), but was wondering about if it's yoga or strength training have any valid points.

Don't do DDR unless you are good enough to do 10+ and if you are, switch to ITG. If you aren't good enough to do hard ones run outside. Also SQUATZ.

I only browse like one or two topics a day on /fit/ to see if they are relevant to my interests (dieting,and exercise for loosing weight, don't really look at the muscle stuff or vitamin stuff really - in b4 WELL YOU SHOULD FATTY).

I just hear on the internets that WiiFit is "good" (yeah, waving your arms on a scale is not upto the HARDCORZ workouts you guys do, shit, all I do is DDR; I can do +10 on Standard, only around 7, 8 on Heavy). Just interested in the yoga stuff... and a weeeeee bit of the strength stuff (in b4 - I THOUGHT U SAID YOU DON'T GIVE A SHIT ABOUT MUSCLES FATTY).

Its not like O HAY I GOT WIIFIT LEMME WAGGLE SUM AND I LOOSE WEIGHT AMIRITE (I have played the Step and Rhythm Boxing, a joke compared to a single jog around the block). Just wondering if the game has any merits whatsoever. Thanx.
