My left arm has been partially paralyzed since I was born (birth injury, Erb's Palsy), but I want to get rid of my elbow jello and tighten up my arm muscles. How can I do this to both arms when one of them is mostly paralyzed?

Bump for help.

Lift weights? If you can't do that, then you're fucked.

My arm can handle 5lb weights, but that's about it. And I can only move my arm in two directions: towards my chest, and up to a little below shoulder level.

Well as long as you can do something. Start with that, with 5lb. When you can handle more weight, add more weight. Maybe try stretches and stuff to increase mobility? Hell, maybe look into physical therapy?

Also, I don't actually know anything about your specific condition, so maybe check with your doctor to make sure you aren't going to be fucking shit up more than it already is?

All right. I'm supposed to see my doctor soon, anyway, so I'll ask him what he thinks. And in the meantime, I'll keep up with the weights.

Thanks for your help.
