I completely sprained my left pec, I think. The pain shoots straight from the shoulder-armpit area. Once I did a pushup and a jolt of pain just rushed from that area through my abdominals. I want to continue my upperbody workout but I'm concerned about my sprain. It's almost gone now, but I'm quite worried I might pull something else or exacerbate it. Any tips?Pic very related
