i wasn't hit with a bag of OVERTRAINING till it caught up with me 6 months after i started lifting on a regular basis and eating clean

took 3 days off and did the other 4 just strictly cardio, even then I tried to not keep it HIIT just do some jogging or stationary bike for half an hour or so
as much as you want to hit your goals as fast as possible your body needs plenty of rest, and some people say they grow hueg too when they take a week to 10 days off every 6 months
