G'day /fit/!

I'm semi-new to the whole fitness thing. I've never been fat, I've put on the beer gut etc. Roughly 176cm / 70kg, yeah - Metric Sytesm - suck it I'm Aussie.

I'm currently doing Mon - Pushup / Fly / Tri / Bi / Shoulders.
Tues - 40 min run
Wed - Poker
Thurs - 40 min run...


Aaaand that's pretty much what I've got so far.

Can you all give me any advice? How much running is too much? Are those pullup bars for door ways beneficial? I'd like to get my traps up. What frequency should I be repeating the same weights routine?

Also, slightly unrelated. Does Emphysema go away? Fuck you Nicotine etc.

Dude, lift more.

Pullups and dips are propably the only useful bodyweight stuff in the long run but you can start with. Start with big multimuscle exercises first and go for bicep curls when you have actually built some muscle.
