But I've written some copy pasta to deal with people like you, if you're serious about losing weight, you'll need more than this, but if you can't even do this, go back to the kitchen.
Breakfast: Eat Cheerios for breakfast, with skim milk. Not Honey Nut Cheerios... Cheerios. Drink water.
Snack: Some fruit. Drink water.
Lunch: Eat some sort of fish with vegetables. Drink water.
Snack: Some whole wheat crackers/chips. Drink water.
Dinner: Eat some poultry or very lean red meat with some brown rice/beans. Drink water.
Exercise:
Morning: Run around your block until you don't think you can run anymore, then run some more. Eat breakfast. Drink water.
Evening: Do sit ups till you don't think you can do anymore, then do some more. Same for push ups, lunges, chin ups, jumping squats. Do burpees. Eat dinner. Drink Water.
Night: Get 8 hours sleep.
