Ok /fit/ this is my first time on the /fit/ board and my first post obviously.

I used to be so athletic and skinny and then i found out that i PROBABLY have the same condition my grandma died from and that my dad now has, i dont know the conditions name but its a serious type of arthiritis or something, anyways since i havent done any sports cause my joints are fucked, which led to me gaining wait and basically becoming a gaming nerd, now im about average weight but my bodyfat % is a bit high, and i started getting acne and so on, i want to change that i use proactiv for my acne so that will hopefully be taken care of , but i want to start getting on track and exercising again so basically what im asking for is, for you /fit/izens to post some advice ie: beginner workout routines, healthy diets, and ways to boost my self motivation of which i have none....oh and does smoking weed affect any of this, cause weed has alot of medical pros but also alot of cons, if you suggest i stop smoking it then i will
