/fit/, I'm one of those people who drink alot of coffee. I don't add anything to it, no suger, creamer, anything.My question being, is coffee good/bad for you? What are the pro's and con's /fit/ knows of?

Okay, I drink about a pot a day.Once even a pot and a half.
Ultimately is helps more than hurt. Can cause a magnesium deficiency.
black coffee is good for you in moderation!
