I have a question, /fit/.I have Old Fashioned Quaker Oats, with 4g of fiber. Today I bought Sturm's Whole Grain blueberry oatmeal. It has 6 g of fiber. This oatmeal had flaxseed and other ~good stuff~ already added. But, on the ingredient label Aspartame is listed (albeit very low on the list).Should I eat the oatmeal with more fiber, but it has Aspartame in it? Or the less fiber one, but it's 100% oats.My breakfast is where I get most of my fiber from, so I want a lot, but should I risk~ it with the Aspartame?
Aspartame can be bad, but its not like your eating arsenic. I'd take the extra few grams of fiber.
>>122866Can you find Sturm's oatmeal plain and unprepared? Problem solved; if not, find a brand with stats similar to Sturm's.
The worst thing aspartame can do is give you a headache. And if you exercise, you don't have to worry about a thing. Aspartame is not as dangerous as people think it is. Take the extra fiber one.
Get Kashi GOLEAN Truly Vanilla oatmeal. There's no bullshit ingredidiants in it... Plus, every pack has 9g of protein, 7g of fiber. 150 calories per pack.
