Here's my situation /fit/,I'm out of shape, I'm not fat, I'm just out of shape. I've taken up swimming to get back in shape because it's something I used to be really good at and all that. However, whenever I swim now, after only say 6 to 8 laps I feel like I'm dieing. It's not dehydration but the symptoms sound like it. I get a headache and feel like I'm going to pass out, I start to lose my hearing, my eyes hurt, I feel weak all over. What the hell is wrong with me?
Surely someone knows what this is. It takes me an hour to recover and I feel wiped out.
I was driving the other day and in the car beside me I saw a dog that looked just like gote. So post some fucking gote.

>>48066If you're only swimming a few laps and gassing, it's not really going to do anything for you.You need to do a less strenuous activity for a longer period of time, or just swim at a more relaxed pace.
>>48078sounds like youre going at it too hard, and your fucking ridiculously out of shape. Don't feel bad, swimming kills me too and i consider myself in decent shape (working out for about a year) But still, 6-9 laps :(
