I am really out of shape btw, I was fit when I entered college, but beer and pizza I have gained almost 40lbs in my 4 years. I got sick and tired of being sick and tired. Starting last Sunday I started walking. I started going 20 minutes now by thursday I am walking almost an hour, picking up the pace and I look forward to my walk each day. Starting next week I am going to incorporate jogging into my routine, I will jog until I get tired then walk until I feel jogging again. I also have eliminated pop from diet, I was drinking 1-2 sodas a day. I bought a water filter that I store in the fridge. It holds 3 litres and I fill it up each night so I have fresh cold water to drink. The one thing I struggle on is eating healthy foods, I got into the habit of eating from a box and fast food. I like healthy foods, but with my schedule I need something that is fast, healthy and easy to make. Any suggestions?

I like the lean cuisines or the Kashi microwaveable meals. The spa lean cuisines have 2 servings of vegetables / dish.
