Im in pretty bad shape im about 5'11" or 6' tall.I weight 220 pounds. I'm pretty weak can barely bench 100 pounds im 19 about to be 20. I have never really played sports or exercised before im a heavy couch potato. I just bought a treadmill , a curl bar and a bench. What kind of a routine should I do in order to be in extremely good shape for police exams.
