I installed a bar in my room like 1 month ago also but I havent really been using it because I got a gym memerbership and I just go to the gym and do Stronglifts 5x5 every other day. I used to do like 2 but I just tried again right now and I can do 9 max.
I want to increase in this also OP, how'd you do it? I was thinking about everytime I pass by it I do 2 pullps or chin ups.
