I just started this excerise regime thing I need to do for the RAF.
1st thing.. " do a 1.5m run in your best time"

I went down the fields to avoid embarrasing the fuck out of myself, and trying to run on wet grass is shit..

anyway.. went about 10 mins before I turned around and went home.. agorogphic, paranoid and sweaty
it felt like more of a jog, so how far do u think I went, because I had no idea about distance..

should I just give the fuck up, or is there a better way to go running.. I dont like running around on the streets because I'm embarrased about my fitness (not fat, just crap)

Who gives a flaming dog shit what others think of you when you're running? You've either gotta just go for it and not care what others think of you, or give up like a pathetic low-life and continue going on with the shitty life you have now.
