I'm doing Crossfit, and supplementing it with HIIT sprints at the track twice a week, and I'm eating five small Zone meals a day. I'm an 18 year old male, 5 feet 8 inches, 160 lbs, 15% body fat. I'd like to cut down to 10-12 % BF so I can look awesome in my tux at prom, after that, I'll probably let myself go back to 15% once I graduate. So, are there any supplements you guys recommend that would help speed up fat loss?Pic unrelated.
