protein, and more protein. Eggs, peanut butter, protein shakes, meat of all kinds, milk, yogurt, cheese, most nuts, beans. Eat a lot of that shit. If you are starting from being underweight than you need to worry less about eating clean or lean and more about eating a fucking lot of protein.
Of course if you can eat A FUCKING LOT of lean protein that's also good. But eating some fat won't kill you. Unlike these fat people. and its better that you eat a lot of whatever protein you can find than that you don't eat enough. Eat until it hurts and then keep eating. Eat every few hours. Eat Eat Eat Eat. You think you do, but you don't. keep a journal for a week. My guess is like most skinny people you often eat a lot in a one meal but you space your meals erratically often only eating one very major meal a day.
