My Diet Anonymous
I posted my fat self 2 weeks ago asking for some advice, I found non really, but some things that people said got me to change my diet.

Once before i went on a low carb diet. It worked quiet well, i lost about 20lbs in a month.

I decided to do that again, its been 2 weeks now, I've lost 10lbs.

Week 1 I just ate no more then 60 carbs a day. No exercise or anything. Week 2 I started running a mile every other day.

My diet consists of a big breakfast, 3 piece of bacon 3 links of sausage, 3 eggs and a glass of water, i eat no lunch, i snack on more bacon or sausage throughout the day, aswell as peanuts and fresh cantalope and watermelon (inb4nigger). I don't really even eat a dinner, ill probably snack on more bacon and sausage or make some fish.

It there anything wrong with this? I probably need more exercise for this to work better, what kind of exercise would be good for a fatty with out a gym pass?
