I did my first serious lifting session today and now I feel like god.

is this normal? Will I get this buzz every time after I lift?

No, shut the fuck up, you can increase lifts every session as a beginner. Just make sure you've got proper form OP- go full depth on your squats, don't round your back on deads/squats, and don't do anything retarded.

i do strength workouts with 50 to 100 lbs. it doesnt bulk me up, but im getting very define. feeling so muscular after a workout keeps me doing it
