Toned muscle Anonymous
/fit/ I was wondering how to tone my muscles ie make them visible.. I am able to gain muscle easily but they look flabby.. I'm not sure if it is due to me loosing a heap of weight and having 'left over' skin.. I work out 3 times a week doing 3 sets of 8-12 reps and warm up of 20-30 min cardio could this also be the cause??? should i be using lighter weights and doing more reps?? any help would be much appreciated :)

I used to have that problem and i started amping up the reps, i havent added weight in over a year but ive increased my reps from 8-10 to 25-50 per set. You may also have bad genetics, in which case an hero.

this is true.

you could have a six pack underneath your skin, but it won't show unless your body fat is at a certain percentage. So yeah, essentially, eat healthier/less.

Can you imagine how ridiculous a sixpack would look on someone who doesn't have the low bodyfat for it lol?
