Hey /fit/,I get around 6-7 hours of sleep each day, and when I'm at work at the lunch hour, after I eat my lunch I take about a 20 minute nap.What are your thoughts on napping? Good? Bad?Also, I usually have miscellaneous stuff for lunch but I was considering just making a good sandwich that I can take most of the week (with maybe a banana or something).I'm going to use whole wheat bread, with a few slices of turkey, some banana peppers and then a slice of cheese. (I don't like lettuce or tomatoes in sandwiches much)It sounds pretty healthy to me (I've yet to go shopping), but I was wondering are there any meats/cheeses that taste good and are good (or rather, less bad) for you? I was thinking just plain cheddar or something but we'll see.Thanks
