Ok...I'm 6'4", and ~175lbs.Is it normal to be able to look in a mirror and count the first 4 sets of your ribs? Assuming it isn't, what's the best way to put on some extra weight? I have a full time job, and workout 3 days a week, so Im not worried about gaining too much. Protein supplements? I don't know what to say myself, so.....help?Pic unrelated.
