Hi /fit/,Im 20 years old, 260lbs, Powerful legs from my days as a DDR Player but no upper body strength other than girth.I had lost 20 pounds in about a month and a half while I was doing janitorial work like 3 hours a day on my summer off from college.I'm looking for any tips on losing weight (In before an hero) that can help me get into a good routine so that I can keep going, I generally get discouraged quickly with my workouts.tl;dr - Losing 65 pounds: How can I start off simple?(Pic related since it's me lol)

get on a tredmil & cut down on the shit foodeverytime you get on, set on a goal on how many cals you wanna burneat moar fruit + veggies, more waterresults in a few months
