Always forever and will be:
1.) Pushups--- Free, great overall workout that requires just you and the ground
2.) Body Plank-- I hate these, but love the feeling of getting them done
3.) Body Squats -- Call me gay all you want, but the ability to push my own body weight up after a bunch of reps makes me feel 10X better then a faggot who just did 5 reps...
