I woke up today and realised that I've put on a shitload of weight.
I don't want to be bruce lee I just want to get rid of my bulges.
I've tried the whole 20 minutes of cardio work for 2 weeks and I didn't see any difference.
I'm already on a strict diet and that hasn't helped me.

tl;dr I'm fat and neither rigorous exercise nor a strict diet are helping.

What should I do?

Bwahahahahaha. I love seeing people halfass it thinking losing weight is easy.

Since you cant be bothered to put the effort in, i leave you two choices:

A) Get fatter and enjoy a shit life and a funny death

B) An hero now to save yourself the time

Well I'm guessing either your diet isn't as healthy as you think, and/or your exercise routine sucks. Do HIIT cardio work instead of just 20 minutes of constant jogging (if that's what you're doing at the moment)

Nowhere near enough information (e.g. diet and exercise plan) for us to provide any further help.

Pursue music during cardio

Get real. 20 minutes of cardio for 2 weeks is rigorous? You need a minimum of 45 minutes of cardio 5 days a week for 2 weeks to see any difference.

Your diet probably isn't as strict as you think it is.

Shape up, chum, and get real.
