Great stuff, just remember to drink A LOT of water, or you'll fuck up your kidney.

Just stick with the mono. Once you get used to it then try the fancy crap. Just remember the creatine mono has the problem of water retention in the body. Although, thats not much of a problem for me.

The risk to the kidney isn't that great. You should be drink enough water in a day not to worry about it when working out.

Also, why start with monohydrate? That's like telling someone to buy a 1999 Mustang instead of a 2008 Mustang.

You can go right to CEE. It seems to work better for most people.
