I'm having trouble losing weight lately for a multitude of reasons. I lost a lot of weight and got down to 125 pounds, 5' 7". I've grown since then and am now 140 pounds, 5' 8". I want to get down to 120 though, so I started jogging a bit, and then I got really sick and lost the habit. And then I started eating badly again. So there you have it, I know my problem and the obvious solution is, start jogging again, eat healthier, and all that. But that's not the main purpose of this thread. It's mainly a question as to what you guys do for motivation, to keep you working hard to keep yourself in good physical shape.inb4justdoitfaggot
at this point, working out and eating healthy has become a habit. i feel really off if i miss a workout, and the last time i had a big mac i almost vomited.
so you're saying if i do it enough it should eventually become a natural habit?i guess that's logical. but i mean working out makes me so miserable to think about. even though after i'm done i feel fantastic.
