Hey /fit. I could use some input24/m, 6'1, 170lbs.I've been working out consistently for the last year and a half now and I've been doing all kinds of various athletic activities.Since I've been lifting the left half of my body has become more developed than the right. It's not a drastic imbalance, but it's something I'd like to correct.I've started lifting with my right side, then doing half as many reps with my left, with all the various excersises. The areas where it's most noticeable would be my pecs, shoulders, and my back.any tips to help balance out my body? specific excersises? variations? etc.

bump. for relative info.
Reduce the weight you use to the weight your right side can manage so that it can catch up to the left. I am assuming that you do exercises that involve both sides at the same time.
