Been reading that acetyl-L-carnitine might be helpful against fatigue and depression, so I'm thinking about trying a minimal dose for a while to see if it helps. Anyone with feedback on ACL?

Don't risk becoming dependent.
Believe it or not, just walking/ jogging 30 minutes a day will solve some if not all of the problem. Google endorphins.

OP here. Thanks for the input, that was my first step - I've been walking and biking more, and taking a multivitamin daily. It's been helping but still not quite where I should be yet, so I'm trying to see is a good safe alternative to more pills from the doc. I refuse to go that route again, pic related.
