Hay gaiz, I'm trying to lose weight. I've cut all the bullshit out of my diet (Chips, Soda, Fast Food, Cake, Pie, cheeze, etc), which I have replaced with healthier alternative (Whole grains, fruits, veggies, chicken breasts, etc) and I work out an hour a day 5 days a week (20 mins of cardio, which is 10 mins of running and 10 mins of biking) and 40 mins of weight training.

Anything else I need to do? Pic related, it's me.

Anyhow, try to cut off the bulking and do cardio more.
Like a 40 minutes jogging to start then train some muscles.
3 times a week max! If you train more than 3 times a week, your body start to crash.
You need some rest too. Its better for your metabolism. Which helps you to burn more cal.

I know your testosterone doesnt allow this since it
tells you to bulk bulk bulk bulk. But put your male ego away for a while and do more cardio than bulking.

Anyhow, you're a goodlooking guy, and got lovely chest and shoulders.

If you hate weightlifting/bodybuilding so much what the fuck are you posting here

as for OP:
Drop the cardio, do a 3 day weightlifting routine working your upper body / lower body in consequent order. (mon - wed - fri is good)
You don't have to eat 100% healthy, just make sure you take in alot of protein (easy, chicken eggs fish lean meat tuna etc etc).
Eat 500 more cals more than your daily burn to build some muscle tissue.

Once you will grow you will start to burn more and eventually you will lower you bodyfat.

Another thing you can do to stimulate BF lowering is adding a day of HIIT on sunday (and eat less that day)

Look OP, just keep doing what you are doing, only a little bit more, maybe double your cardio, and do it multiple times a day, don't eat at night, you know the drill. Do not worry about bulking up in muscle that much right now, but do not stop the weight training.

Before you goto bed, not 30 minutes, not 15, but just before you lay down in bed to sleep, do a final 100 sit ups, will help the abs.
