I have to brag. sage if you want. im sure a lot of you here are stronger but I'm pumped at myself.

I squatted 400 today :-) I am 195 lbs. This is a big deal because I started off in horrible shape. Things are finally starting to turn around, I've lost 17 lbs, toned p a bit, and my abs are *starting* to show.

i really just started working my lower body. I leg pressed 1000 lbs twice, and 3x10 910 regular. but my max squat is around 315 lbs. what up with that. fyi i weigh around 320, but not all of it is fat. :(

I'm 5'11, 235, don't look like a whale, have been working out for 10 weeks or so (not doing 5x5, that starts next week)...

dunno my bench, as it's not in my current workout plan... probably less than 100, though.

Squat is up to 135. DL 155.

I am expecting these numbers to start going up quickly....
