hey /fit, gotta question for ya.

What exercises can I do to make my chest look more defined like the highlighted portion of this pic? I'm looking to get that distinct line going up the chest, separating each pec. Any help with this?

if you're skinny, beef up + focus on weight training.
if you're chubby, get on the treadmill and run.
if you're a mesomorph, do both.

Look, you have too much body fat. Now go and get rid of it! Its the same with ABS, people wonder that because they are doing all those sit ups they wonder why they cant see their Abs. Its too fucking funny and its often the most misunderstood thing when it comes to getting in good shape. Jesus christ dont people think any more?

Bench pressing, diamond push-ups, push-ups, dumbell flies and incline presses. keep in mind that in orther to have the line and the defined pecs you must have low body fat.

those that you push up, push out, and push down

for upper chest, push up like

aslo keep a low bf but you don't need that guys 6 pack to have a chest like that
