Also, learn about complex carbs and simple carbs, otherwise this won't make sense to your child mind. REAL fruit has sugar, yes. But it is a complex carbohydrate because of that fiber. Now, besides the sugar of the fruit in that juice, there's most likely added sugar. So, when you add that up and then subtract the fiber, all you have is simple carbs. You might as well drink vitamin fortified soda.
