Vitamins are not that important so as long as your protein intake is high. Vegetables have very little nutritional content despite popular belief; 100g of celery only has something like five percent of vitamin c intake, onions have nothing, basically you cannot find a vegetable that is worth a shit. Only fat women that go on a diet for 4 months eating a bunch of smelly ass salads that stink up the entire workplace eat vegetables. They stay fat for the rest of their lives too. Multi-vitamins should more than suffice.

also tomatoes are pretty damn important, especially for guys. lycopene is essential to keep the prostate from getting XBOX HUEG! if you can't eat vegetables with every meal, at least try to fit in a few leafy green ones like spinach. those'll give you the most bang for your buck.
