teamwork sasuke
Do you work out with other buddies? I know that Ronnie Coleman thanked his team for support. He said he's the best because his team is the best. That must mean teamwork and encouragement helps a lot.
Do you get enough encouragement, do you work out alone? Do you communicate with other gymgoers?

I work out alone, at home. If its easier, youre doing it wrong.

I pretty much always work out with my roomate. Its good to have someone to spot you. Tell you when your form looks terrible and keep you on task.

I rarley gym personally, I do all my stuff as resistance at home or at training. *Gymnastics, Diving, Trampolining*

But encouragement is a wonderful source of... well, encouragement. It gives a performer a sense of ability, and pushes them to do what they do, better than what they've been doing.

I get some, but I give more. (I'm a coach, it's my job.)

seriously, the greatest extent of talking in my gym is generally "can i get a spot?" or "how many more sets you got on there?"

I usually go with my roommate, who is stronger than I am, so it's good motivation trying to catch up to him.
