Hi /fit/,

I'm 15, 5"8, and 11 stone 1 pound (I'm weighed in stones because I'm a Britfag,

I'm the right weight for my height, healthy cholesterol, healthy metabolism, healthy thyroid, and so on,

I just have extra body fat that I'm very self conscious about, you know, bitchtits, gut and flabby thighs, that's about it really,

If I eat under 1000 calories a day, how many calories should I burn per week?

I say per week, as I'd like to burn a set number of calories daily, that would be more than I eat weekly,

Protip: Multiply every one of those stones by 14, then we'll help.

Less than 1000 calories, especially through adolescence when you are growing and the like, is a very bad thing to do. Eating right is more important than eating less.
