Hey /fit/,I am really skinny (5'6" 115lbs). What is a healthy (and maybe fast) way to gain weight. I'd like to be somewhere between 120 - 130 lbs.Picture unrelated.

Drink milk, healthy, it has ~30g protein and ~15g fat /L which you without a doubt need judging your current weight

>>151448post pics?but well said from the posts earlier..high protein with moderate weight lifting will do you good..but not lifting everyday..maybe 2 times a week to get started..then gradually move up to every other day
