three things please /fit/, firstly I eat healtly and work out fine, my body has changed drastically over a year. But I binge drink. Is there a way to drink without have such negative effects? If i didn't drink I'd be in fantastic shape, but Its just so hard to do with my mates being who they are. Tonight I'm going to try and stick to just one bottle of wine and water/redbull. But are there alternatives? (Not drugs). The next question is PLEASE tell me what is wrong with my knee. Everytime I go for a run my right knee hurts at a certain point, after about 20 minutes. I despise running (cardio in general) so I am assuming its because I'm not used to it right? Finally I am requesting (if it has not been posted) the picture of the fat guy turning into the thin guy, the motivational one. Cheers.

You might have a torn mensicus in your knee. Get an MRI to check it out.
