Monday night I went to workout like I normally do but when I got there I found i had no energy. I couldn't do a full set of weight I did last week (working chest). I upped the weight by 20lbs and could only do a couple of reps where as before, I'd be able to do a full set.And rather than my chest or even arms feeling it, the workout caused my shoulders to burn and be sore (not the workout kinda sore but just plain hurt) later.I woke up and ate oatmeal for breakfast, nothing else for a few ours then grabbed three oatmeal cookies (made with flax seed) and ate them on my way to work out.I barely worked for 30 minutes before i gave up and went home. Normally i'm at the gym for an hour and still raring to go (even if i can't lift my arms anymore).What went wrong? So i can avoid that next time.

Take a fucking recovery week, and do a hard reload.
