hi /fit/

in exactly three weeks i'm going on this trip with my friends, and we're going to be going to dance clubs and whatnot.

anyways, i'm about 145 now, a girly, 5"4ish, and I want to know whats the best way to lose as much weight as possible in those 3 weeks.

i'm willing to do anything! i own a treadmill too, so someone give me some pointers!

Cut back on calories, exercise every day, and watch what you're eating.
Switch from soda to water, and then drink about 8 glasses per day. You'll lose some weight that way.

eat only veggies and very little meat forthose 3 week and run you will be slot thinner also if you need to take vitamins
