/fit/ i need motivation! im waaay overweight, and i soo want to lose weight, but im totally addicted to food. Ill set my mind to get up early and walk/jog for an hour, and come home and maybe do some lifting, and eat healthy, and drink mostly water. But like i said, im addicted to food, and when i get up early to job ill say "eh, its too early, i dont really care" and then ill hav ea huge sense of failure when i wake up later. and they cycle goes on! Motivation plz?

It's not a great idea, but it kept me going: get on the scale every morning. If you see the weight coming off in very tiny increments, it'll be like a reward, and a reminder to do it again tomorrow.

Be aware that your weight fluctuates daily, and so it's not a great idea for everyone, esp. people who sometimes retain a lot of water weight. But it's a start.

i do have a picture of a girl im totally in love with, and when i look at that, it really really helps and inspires me.
but i havnt employed that in a while, so ill try that along with the scale thing.
