Hey /fit/, I've got a slight problem. I've been going to the gym twice a week for about 3 months, I've been eating right, going outside more often, etc...and yet I can't get rid of this gut I have. I'm 6'6" and weigh in at 215 lbs. and I'm stuck as to what exercises I could really do to get rid of it FAST. Thanks.
