Hey fit jsut wondering, i know htis is a very novice question but. Is there anyway to increase the resistance of your hands?I mean cause i normally have to stop my workouts cause my hands in in such pain from holding dumbells even to using rowing machines with high resistance.I tried using cycle gloves but even when i used them to cushion the pressure or whaver it still kills in just hte same amount of time.Also thew pain normally starts just below the finger joints on the palm if you get me.Is there somthing i can do or am i just being a wuss?inb4 Squats helping
I dunno bro - try pushups on your fingertips? Worked for me...Pullups help too, I've heard.
