So yeah I sweat heaps. Im not by any means fit but im slowly getting back into things.

For example: today I went for a 20min walk and by the time i got to my destination I was literally drenched from head to toe. As one would guess this then makes me extremely smelly. I carry around a bottle of cologne and non-hypo alergenic roll on deoderant with me all the time.

Ive been pulled on it by the directors where I work and can understand their concern as its not exactly an image they would like to potray.

Is there anything that ppl can recommend ?

I drink heaps of water everyday and im talking in the ltrs from the time I get home from work to the time I go to bed I easily drink 4ltrs of water; let alone the water I consume during the day.

Also what do ppl recommend eating/drinking to give you a bit of a lift during the day as I find myself yawning sometimes as early as 3hrs into my work day

i sweat a lot too
i deal with it by wearing less clothes than most people, so it's a problem only in summer, since you can't really take off your skin

Some people just sweat more than others.

make sure your having pinch of salt with your water. salt controls water distribution throughout the body, and I suspect perspiration too. with that substantial amount of water, it's especially important for you you get your electrolyte thingies.

salt somehow is involved in providing a tiny electrical charge in the water. (remember the heart beats to an electrical rhythm.) i know jack all about chemistry, so i'm just going to past the the key words the nutritionist kept saying over and over again: sodium chloride = salt [NaCl].

Do something with this knowledge. I completely avoided chemistry. Anyways I don't think a year chemistry is necessary, just a few sentences. Research.

pic as related as I can find. Imagine a charge being drawn across the Cl- and Na+, a line between arcing them. Whatever that means.
