Hi /fit/

I have a problem I'd like some help with. I used to play football in high school and was in the best shape of my life. Over the past few years, poor time management has caused me to become a bit overweight. Right now, I am 6'2'' and weigh in at about 225 lbs, I weighed about that much when I played ball, but the weight was muscle and hardly any fat (I played DE/LB to give you an idea of my build/structure)

The problem is I'm a full time music student with hardly anytime to myself. I wake up at 6:30am every morning and am either in class/rehearsal or practicing until 6pm every day of the week. I've made a regimented schedule for myself so that I wake, go to sleep and eat my meals at the same time every day. The only time I have to go to the gym is between 6 and 7:30pm on Wednesdays and Fridays and evenings on Sundays.

What should I do to maximize my sessions so I can get back in shape? I'm not looking to pack on a lot of muscle, I just want to lower my bodyfat % and just all around be healthy. Also, what should I be eating (snacking on nuts throughout the day, oatmeal, etc.)

Between practicing, class, studying/homework, rehearsals for three different ensembles, performances, a job and going out and teaching in the schools which is required for my degree, I literally have only those time slots open for working out. I created a weekly schedule for myself thats broken down by every half hour, those are the only open time slots.

But yeah, go ahead and tell me how busy my life is when you've never met me.
