I'm forty pounds over-weight, I've been biking all my life, but I've been biking seriously for only about three months.
In two weeks I intend to bike for twelve hours straight, the plan is to shave off three pounds of body-fat in one session. I do this six times plus a clean diet, and I intend to be cut in six weeks (after I start. I can't this upcoming weekend or the next for scheduling reasons)

I have a bike, I'm getting two camelbak reservoirs, and I have hundreds of miles of desert around me.

Feels good man.

I used to try and elliptical a pound off a day. I had absolutely no muscle, and eventually I would have to eat during my 2hour elliptical sessions in order to keep going because I felt like I would passout if I didn't. Your plan will fail.

Then I'll stop for a few minutes, drink some water, puke if I have to, and work the through it.

3 pounds in one seesion would equate to roughly 10500 calories. I don't know about you guys, but I feel dead after 1000.

Evar heard of water weight? You lose a shit ton through sweating. Not backing this guy up or anything, it's basicly impossible when you're fat. But ive had some sessions where i burned off 1-2 kilo's before a boxing match

I hope you realize you're gonna die alone, in the desert.

The only people I know of who can burn 10,000 calories a day are:
1. Michael Phelps
2. Extreme cold-weather explorers

Climbing Mt. Everest or trekking with a travois across the north pole will burn appx. 10,000 kCal per day, depending on your exertions. Those who do trek to these extreme climates end up eating foods such as seal fat, butter or Datrex blue-rations for energy, as anything else would be far too filling without the extreme caloric intake.

3 pounds of fat loss in one session = 15 hour session of vigorous biking

Well, I tried to, google didn't give me anything, and I found a sport called ultracycling that goes on for 24 hours. What information do you have for me?

You don't sound as much of a troll now.

With that in mind, 3 pounds in one day is insane and unhealthy. One a day is bad enough. Try 3 pounds a week.

You're silly OP. You're just going to lose a ton of water weight. Just eat sensibly and lift and lose 3lbs a week.

that's what my diet is already set-up to do, my weight and bf% (via electrical impedence) haven't dropped at in three weeks. I eat six times a day 1800 calories, workout every day but sunday, etc.

I'm willing to give that I'm still losing and electrical impedance sucks, but my deadline is in a little more than two months. It's time for me to step it up.

I'm not stupid though, if you can show me something that says this is a really bad idea I'll forget about it. I couldn't find anything.
