I'm running low on whey protein, and I'm wondering if you all have any recommendations for good-tasting varieties. I've been eating the stuff in the gratuitously large pic, and it tastes pretty decent, but I'm interested in trying something new.

ON whey for me as well i've also tried EAS (cheap from costco) and it tastes good, mixes well.

Question, after working out when is the best time to drink whey if your just doing it casually? Not like EVERY DAY, Im not trying to get so large that I can't wipe my own ass.

I've been looking it up and the answer I seem to be getting is once a day for casual muscle build and like three times a day for HULK SMASH

It's not so much a matter of consuming whey protein a certain number of times per day as it is a matter of easily adding protein to your diet. Of course, a diet based almost entirely on whey would be lacking some essential nutrients as well as variety, but it's certainly possible to add quite a bit of whey to your diet.

Well of course. I've balanced my diet fairly well, and I'd rather add whey protein than say Peanut Butter because its got all that great Protein Flavor without all of the calories etc.
So I was just curious on the amount recommended I add if Im going for casual increase. Also I've heard it can be unhealthy to go from 0-Massive Amount in a day because it fucks with your body chemistry.
