What exercises should I do in order to get my body to look like his (the guy in the foremost area of the picture).
I'm a bit underweight (due to my metabolism) but my abs look like I have a small beer belly. I want tight abs and a chest like his. I'm sure that the only way to do this would be to gain some muscle (as losing more fat probably wouldn't be healthy), but how?
I don't want to be buff, but just have a slender body like his. I'm not asian either, if that has anything to do with it.

Well, I am gay....but I'm already borderline anorexic (5'7, 110lbs). Like I said though, I don't try to be (don't usually work out, eat crap on white bread), I just get this way.

Swim. That'll give you a smooth body - it has to be a cardio workout though. Not just two laps and done.

Aye swimming is a good idea but you need to learn how to swim properly, that and eat alot.

If you have a competative swim team in your area, talk to their coach and ask if he's willing to help ya get on track.
