Hi/fit/I am a person very thin, I eat what i want and when I want I have no problems of supply. I have weights in my house and i run 3 days per week. I weigh 1.78 and 60 kg weight me Would spite 65 or 70 kg, some diet or any food that help? (I have consumed proteins in 2 months when i was going to gym but doesnt work. Please help me >_< ... i have 3 years trying to get weight im 18 years now

If you just want weight, drink milkshakes. Not good for you though. I suggest to just try put some muscle mass on.

Milkshakes, in general, have a really high fat, calorie and sugar content in a small, drinkable package. They're mainly a dessert, so having a lot of them is never really good for you. They will gain you some weight, but it will be mostly fatty weight (though you're doing well on the exercise, so hey).

If you want to try shakes, find recipes that have fruit, whey and protein powder, milk, and healthy stuff like that. They're usually a good way to really get some calories without stuffing yourself silly.
