how is the fastest way to lose fat without going in the gym?

plz answer, need to lose fat fast.

You don't lose fat from going to a gym and lifting weights, you lose fat by doing cardiovascular exercises(which are swimming, running and heavy cycling) you gain muscle mas by free weight exercises (exercises that you use your own body weight as in push-ups,sit-ups,crunches, pull ups and ect.) and weight training (which as the name says it when you use weights).

get a smith machine for your house, it'll make you super ripped way faster than if you used free weights, they're overrated.

actually you do lose fat when you lift weights just not as fast
running is about 17cal per minute
weight lifting is about 9.8cal per miute
