my legs have no flex. i can not touch my toes. i miss them by about a 6 inches. I'm not a fat person either. Need a way to improve this. prefer a quick everyday exercise or strech or something. i stay busy and things that take a long time usually get pushed back.

It probably just means that you have long legs. This is a good thing.
Find the book "Beyond Stretching". There are a lot of drills in there that have been recommended to me over the years.
