A.) Nowhere near tiny and frail
B.) Lrn2takeajoke
C.) Separating egg whites and frying them with a minimal amount of one of the less greasy oils adds only a bit of unsaturated fat to your diet and saves you the trouble of checking the eggs or risking getting sick.
D.) Have you been on a 3.5k+ kcal diet for an entire year? Are you XBOX HUEG or what?
E.) Total respect, man. I was throwing in a joke. Keep doing what you're doing if it works, just be careful.
>> Anonymous
:) no worries man, no i am not XBOX huge lol but i am quite muscular, with around 9% bodyfat (abs visible)

i simply have to eat this much.... i dont know why, but any less and i lose weight.

eating just the egg whites leaves out alot of the good nutrients in an egg, the saturated fat and cholesterol are great for testosterone, and if you are going balls to the wall lifting heavy weights, you aren't going to have heart problems.

the cholesterol in eggs is the good kind anyways, and there is no direct correlation. there was a study done in the 70s and 80s that said eggs were bad, but it was funded by a cereal company

Cup of tea in at 8.30 in the morning.
Went into town, bought a box of muffin bars. Ate 2.
Standing in line for burger king, ate another one.
Got burger king, one cheeseburger and one triple cheeseburger. Ate both in one sitting.
2-3 in the afternoon, at the rest of the box (3) of the muffin bars while lying in bed.
Also had 2 beers while in town and a hotdog.
um, salad and fried chicken for dinner.

I've just seen a lot of controversy over the egg whites vs. whole eggs recently and I didn't want to step on any toes. I eat the whole egg as well, but I don't have 6 or more a meal, even when I'm bulking.

On an unrelated note, that must suck. Has to be really expensive to maintain those eating habits.

2 bags ramen noodles - 1000 calories
1 salad with balsamic vinaigrette - 100 calories?

Btw, let's say it takes 3400 calories to maintain your weight. If you eat 2000 without working out, will you just naturally lose weight and fat?

>> Moonmauler !!LgNbdvCFAuN

>> Loser
>>134364
I was looking at some calorie calculator thing and I punched in details. It said "To maintain weight, you need [3000something] calories per day."

So I guess it's implying that the 2000 calories for maintaining weight isn't for everybody. I could be wrong though. Experts jump in.
>> Anonymous
>>134371

Maintaining weight is related to your BMR. Your BMR is an approx measurement of how many clories your body will burn in a day to maintain organ functions, heat, brain etc..

so if your BMR was 3000. You would need to have a defecit of -1000 = 2000 calories a day to lose 2lb a week.

1lb of fat = 3500 calories.

7 days / 3500 = 500 defecit a day therefore you would lose 1lb a week
7 days / 7000 = 1000 defecit a day therefore you would lose 2lb a week.

Remember, this is approx. Your diet & exercise regime can alter this depending on food groups you eat, when you eat them, how much you exercise etc..

Im no expert, but this is the basic message i have read to weight loss.

Your diet "should" consist of 40/40/20

40% protein/40% carbs/20% fat.

Im doing 60/20/20 as far as im aware on average.

>>134365

Yes, eat your fucking vegetables. Low in calories, high in nutrition.

Its not rocket science guys, eat less, exercise more. Its not going to happen overnight, the sooner you truly realise that the more determined you can become towards your goal.

Shake 140 calories, 15g protein X2
Cheese Stick 80 calories, 7g protein X4
Banana 120 calories, dunno X1

+ all my vitamins and protein pills

Total is 720 calories and 54g protein so far.

Aiming for 1420 per day. Which will cut about 1k off my normal BMR.

Also worked out on an elliptical for an hour this morning burning a little more than 750 calories.

Was going to go for a walk later on today for an hour or so and take some pictures plus pushups/situps over the course of the day whenever I feel like it.

Am I working out too much considering how many calories I'm taking in, or will it all even out if I'm getting my proper amount of nutrients and etc.
>> Anonymous
>>134416

Im basically doing the same. Meal replacement formula 200 cals each with 25g protein and multi-vitamins with each meal, then an evening meal which i base around protein with a little carbs. I get about 1200 this way and do the same exercise. Never got an answer if that is doing me extreme harm.

5.10 - 238lb atm. Original weight was 280lb around 3 months ago.

I cook the majority of my own food, and I tend to make larger portions (so I can eat leftovers later, so I don't have to spend 3 hours cooking every day) so Most of this is ballparked guessing

soup: long grain brown rice, peas, black beans, chicken breast, sesame oil, chicken broth, vegatable broth, bulion, tomatos, onions, mushrooms.

stated off with a protein shake: 180 cal, 36g protien, negligable fat and sugar

next, banana: 120 cal, all sugar.

next 1 bowl soup, 555 cal (guess), 85g complex carbs, 25g fiber, 7g sugar (cooked vegatables turn to sugar), 40g protein, 3g fat.

protein shake: 180 cal, 36g protien, negligable fat and sugar

apple + peanut butter, 660 cal (guess) 48g fat, 22g protein, 34g carbs, 15g fiber

soup again, same amount as before

Vegatable stir fry, + 2 chicken breasts, half eaten: 395 cal, 60g protein, 15g carbs, 10g sugar, 10g fiber, 5g fat.

Will probably eat the rest of the stri fry in a few hours, then some peanuts, maybe another apple, a protein shake, then sleap.

I've been losing weight and putting on muscle eating like this, so I don't really bother counting calories, I really have no idea how many I'm getting, I usually just eat enough to keep myself full 75% of the time.
