Hello, i weight 150 lbs, 5'10
I want to bulk up on muscles so i'm eating six meals a day, so i have over 2000 calories.
I also consume atleast 150lbs of protein, but, i heard that protein are best absorbed in small quantities?

In that case, what's the maximum of protein i can eat in one meal? 150/6 = 25g of protein per meal but now i'm consuming 45g of protein. Is it right, will the proteins be absorbed?

My second question is: is 2500 calories o.k. for bulking up? i used to eat 1500 with my build.

thanks in advance

PIC kinda related, it's my protein supplements..

Start eating tastier food? Learn to make some spicy dishes?
Put more effort into weight lifting?
I can't relate, I'm gifted with a huge appetite.

Oh yeah VEGETABLES!
Start eating big salads or other cooked vegetables. You won't feel sick from eating a large volume, and when you get used to it, you can eat just as much of normal food too.
Whether or not that's bullshit, I didn't get a big appetite until I started eating lots of vegetables.

oh ok so i need to make sure i have proper calories before thinking about proteins?

Increased fat doesn't mean increased lean mass or muscles. If anything, the muscle definition or striation you develop underneath the fat won't show through. Stick to your regular calories.

-More, smaller meals.

Also, you can eat 350% of the daily recommended dose of protein and it'd help. If you do, drink more water. Eat more protein.

Also, as for protein absorbing... depends on the protein. Complete proteins (from meat) have more biological value, and will more likely be used to turn into muscle mass. Incomplete proteins will turn into energy.

do more activity throughout the day and eat multiple small meals?

more fruits, vegetables and nuts.

I do janitorial work at a grocery large grocery store, so I spend the majority of the day running around. almost all of my time given to me (2 breaks and 1 one hour lunch) is spent eating.
