Today i got up and ate 1 slice of wholewheat bread with creamcheese and a glass of skim milk. Went to the gym before school and did bench, incline bench, pullups, dips, flys, upright rows, cleans, shrugs and abs. Then i ate a powerbar with oats in it. For lunch i had turkey on a wholewheat wrap with mustard, some veggie soup and skim milk. For dinner i had 2 cans of tuna drenched in hot sauce. Your thoughts?

>>459570Yeah. Tomorrow is a cardio day, i did legs yesterday. Thursday i'll be doing squats, deadlifts, leg press, calf raises, lunges and kettleball jumps/skips. Maybe throw in some abs at the end.
Anyone think this guy should add leg extension to his lower day?
skip the cream cheese and go for all natural peanut butter.
