I've sat on my ass for about 3 years now doing nothing, but I want to get back into shape and reconsider the military.My first goal was getting my 2mile run time down. I've stopped drinking caffeine and have been eating healthier. I've been doing a 2mile walk on the treadmill at a slow 3mph pace, but even after that my shins/calves are aching. Any tips on picking up the pace/cutting down the pain, or just keep at it?
