Hey /fit/, whats the best excerse to work my biceps and chest? Cause when ever I work my arms, I don't really get that"Come fuck this fucking hurts, im going to die" feeling, and if I add more weight, I cant do it. And when I benchpress of military press, I feel it more in my shoulders tehn chest. Help please /fit/.
Fly's or Butterfly's with free weights. Nothing lights your chest on fire faster.
Also, try concentration curls for your biceps.
