Need some help mis/fit/s. Anonymous
Long story short:

11% body fat, 136 pounds, 5'8'' haven't had a drop of soda in 6 months. I work out on a regular schedule.

How do I lose that final amount of fat to lose my stocky upper body?

eat less, run more

just like everyone else

I don't think it would be healthy to lose any more fat.

Unfortunately I don't have a camera to show you, the fat looks moderately disgusting on my body.

Visible abs are the conclusive goal.

(I'm not OP)I have 11% body fat right now.
Last August I had 9% because it was cycling season.

I was fine...

It's probably not a good idea to obsess about it at anything below 15% because you are healthy enough.

Take 7-14 days off. Eat healthy and low cal like you have been, mix in 2 cheat meals though. Then hit the gym again after the time off. Drink 100oz of water a day, cardio on an empty stomach, high protein meals, cut carbs, limit sodium.
