Mine -
FIRST of all,
Anti-nausea drugs - cant keep anything down without em ;D
lucosade - glucose sugar for blood sugar deficit (why you feel shaky)
bananas - thiamine and B vitamins for the brain
painkillers - for the headache (caused by dehydration and poisoning)
Water - for dehydration
Bread + Grease - to absorb excess alcohol in the gut

GET UP AND GO FOR A FUCKING RUN YOU LAZY FAGGOT

i don't get a hangover but i'm fairly sure people that complain are just lazy fags

I don't know why, but I always end up consuming a lot of dairy products after a night of heavy drinking.

Ibuprofen - painkiller
Multivitamin - need nutrients
Ginger ale (or sugary weak flavoured drinks) - to get brain going
coffee/extra strength caffeine pills - to wake up obviously
and a shitload of water

Nothing acid, makes my tummy upset (so no juice)

This is all pre-work of course. If I don't have to get my ass to work or class I stay in bed and sleep it off.

The antiemetics are overkill, and the whole "bread absorbs alcohol in your stomach" myth is such a ridiculously retarded load of bullshit that I'm ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDED it has survived this long.

The painkillers should be NSAIDs to directly treat the inflammation, and you need a more balances source of electrolytes than just banana to go along with the water to tread the dehydration.

I've never had a bad hangover. I always drink a lot of water before i go to sleep though, don't know if it helps or not.

Probably helps. I always stumble into bed (50% of the time it's actually my bed in my apartment, bonus points for me!) without remembering shit. I wake up a few hours later from headache and thirst, and sometimes from having my underwear around my legs restricting movement.

I'm not smart enough to think about drinking water before bed.

I don't get hungover.

Would drinking Gatorade after drinking alchahol help?

No more than water. It's just electrolytes and water. Like eating a sandwich and drinking water.

For a typical night of drinking, two Tylenol and as much water as I can drink, the night before. A huge B vitamin is also nice, but not entirely necessary.

If i wake up in the morning dizzy and nauseated (happens maybe once a year), I usually eat, drink, then throw up. Then, drink more water. That usually works.

Hangovers are 90% dehydration.

drink lots of water before you fall asleep. LOTS
you will wake up and night to take a piss. drink more water.
when you wake up you should be fine.

I drink a lot... Generally excessively and I get horrible hangovers... Alcohol poisoning that left me bedridden for the day 3 times this year. Just drink lots of water, wake up and get some caffeine and a shower. If your up for it work out for about an hour. If your still hungover then there is definitely something wrong.

Time - makes things go away faster

Sadly the word "faster" means in less time.

>(happens maybe once a year)

srsly? This happens to me at least twice a week... Might need to cut down a bit

Regardless of how much I drink, I find it very difficult to sleep so forcing myself to be sick is usually a must do before I go to bed. Any recommendations?

When I was young I could drink like a fish with no consequences, now even one drink gives me awful headache and makes me feel like shit. Think the four years of heavy drinking in college killed me. Wish they would just legalize pot so I could have at least something at parties.

Because there's never any pot at parties right?

Best cure for a hangover is tons of water and eating something. A good way to avoid a hangover is to drink water as you start to drink that night and occasionally throughout the night.
