Ok, so this is a picture of me after working out like crazy all year so far. I'm fairly happy with how I look, but I'm wondering if there are any specifics that I need to work on.

I'd work on losing some of your gut, presuming you're tensing in the photo I'd guess that it usually covers up your ab definition.

But thats as much diet change as it is exercise change, unless you do nothing but lift.

Yeah, I'm flexing my abs here. My gut has been a bit of a problem, it seems like no matter what I do it never gets toned up.

I got the Tom Venuto thing so I'll start reading that.
