what the fuck do i do to get a smaller ass. i've been running 4 miles a day doing yoga and weights for like 2 years. i look exactly like i want myself to except my fucking ass. its so girl like.

well the thing is i dont want to lose fat in general. actually im not sure how it works. i feel like i have no fat anywhere really. just that the muscles on my butt are fleshier than i'd like them to be?
