So, I've gotten my body fat down to 8% though hiit/cardio and weights. It's time for me to start bulking. Should I continue the hiit?

I'm not doing a cutting/bulking phase (already 6% fat), so I may be wrong. But isn't the bulking phase supposed to come before the cutting phase?

unless this dude started fat and is now scrawny as hell. now would be a good time for some bulking, which he wouldn't have done if he had started out fat

Agree.. I just... lift... the more I lift the more cut I get.. while getting stronger.
