I'm a male, 5'10". I've nearly reached my weight goal, and I'm happy. Now, for when I want to eat more again, my meal plan so far is nearly 400 calories per three meals. I do not have time for five meals, sorry, as I attend school in the mornings, and by the time I get home, I start my cardio, which usually lasts until dinner. Anyway, what do I do for the rest of the 600-700 calories I need? Also, please note that I do not plan on building muscle AT ALL. Please don't start on this shit. I only wanted to achieve a healthy weight, and I'm almost there. I will start doing about 30 minutes of running a day instead of the 60 minutes I do now to lose fat. Also, in the meals I eat, I'm getting all the stuff I need, like the right amount of fruit, vegetables, calcium, fiber, protein, etc.

There is so much wrong with your diet/routine that you're not going to get any help here if you refuse to do any sort of weight training. Don't use the word healthy, if you don't understand what health is. You can achieve a low weight, but it will by no means make you healthy.

600-700 calories? As I recall, as long as you don't eat more than you can burn, you can probably eat whatever you want. A slice of pie, cookies, pizza, a snack sandwich...

i should have mentioned... you need a lot of caalories to keep up that routine (i believe it was around 2.5-3.5k kcal for a 150 lbs person)

personally i love chocolate instant breakfast blended with natural peanut butter... one in the morning and one at night is a treat (also, instant breakfast recipe on packaging lies... you only need to use half as much powder as they suggest)

If you had kept that muscle you lost it would have been easier to stay at the weight you want. Muscle burns fat. But since you lost it it's gonna be all that much harder to stay where you want to be. Seriously, I'm trying to help you and give you advice and you blow up.
And your nutritionist is not a physical trainer. Weight-lifting is not part of your diet.

the thing is when taking in 1200 callories and only running a cardio workout is, yes it Burns fat but it also burns muscle if you really want to maximize calorie incineration you should take a littl eportien before your cardio that way your body will run off of your fat reserves and protien you had earlier consumed, it sounds to me your getting desperate and just want to lose wieght. At the current rate your going you are going to lose weight but you wont be getting any tone

Dude, I did not say I'm eating 1200 calories a day. I said that I made myself a new meal plan for when I want to get off this diet and eat the amount I should eat to maintain my weight with 30 minutes a day. 3. Squats arent even the best compound, deadlifts own squats by a considerable ammount as best overall lift

Add a glass of 1-2% milk between meals, its 200+ calories, just enough fat, and some good caesin protien that you can digest slowly to avoid catabolism on your rediculous diet.

3 glass of 200 = your 600 drink between meals fag.

Shouldn't be a problem. Snack on mixed nuts throughout the day, have a glass of milk or two between meals, etc... But I don't see how you wouldn't have time for five meals a day. It doesn't take long to put a pan on the stove, turn it on, go to the bathroom or something while it heats up, crack a few eggs, repeat step 3, return, and eat with extreme prejudice.
