So i still didn't figure out if this exercise is dangerous (for the lowerback). I want to do it because i want to be upside down in a gym like 50 cent.

It's unnecessary as an exercise. When going down you may cause hyper extension of the lower back, which is not good. Better option is to do hanging leg raises, which are much safer since you're just in a normal pullup position and does basically the same thing.
