Lifting has the goal of gaining muscle, eating gives you substances to turn into muscle...
Jogging and eating would be counterproductive though

Fatties: Low calorie diet/Sustained Calorie Loss (anything to keep metabolism up)

Then once you become skinny, take in more calories and do more muscular-oriented exercises such as lifting, curls, squats, etc.

At least, that is what I've always believed.

Big Mac in one hand, dumbbell in the other. dumbell does up, burger goes down. Burger goes up, dumbbell goes down.

Some times I feel a little tired a banana fixes that! Taking a short break to eat somthing really helps me.
