hey Anonymous
hey fit.

female 21, dont know how much I weigh, i'm not a total fatass, but i am overweight.

about a month ago I completely stopped eating fast food/sweets and stopped drinking soda.
I can already see and feel a difference.

it seems like my friends and family think it's stupid that i'm trying to eat healthy, they are always buying donuts and pizza and shit.
And every time I refuse to eat these things, they act like i'm trying to starve myself.
-what do you do in this situation?

this is what I eat everyday,
morning - bowl of cereal, banana
lunch - banana, yogurt other fruits.
night - a tuna fish sandwich on rye bread, and some fruit.

throw in a granola bar between breakfast and lunch and then between lunch and dinner.
throw in some exercise and you'll be dropping weight like crazy.. It doesn't have to be a whole lot... reply i f you're interested I dont feel like typing if not necessary.

thank you! I do have a box of multi grain bars, would they be okay for today?

I forgot to mention that I do about 35 mins. of cardio five times a week. is that going to work?

That'll help, but what kind of cardio is it? Row machines are the king of cardio and you should give it a try.

Also, learn about 5 meals a day plan to boost your metabolism. Strength training is good too, because your muscles are like a furnace that constantly burn calories. Don't worry about suddenly becoming bulky or hueg. A little more muscle might even look good.

And don't worry about what your friends and family think. WE will give you support in eliminating junk food from your diet. And when you're lean and fit while they're stuffing their faces with donuts, you'll have the last laugh.

You can come and ride my cock, it's a good workout. I will make you burn over 9000 calories per hour.

I'm sure they're fine... just read the nutritional info on the box. you should eat smaller meals 5 times a day like that idiot at the top who cant speak said.. but the bars should do the trick.
bump it up to an hour 5 times a week, it doesn't have to be extreeeeme or anything like that.. just start out with brisk walks, and soon enough you could start jogging every other day, buy some light dumbbells for super cheap and do some light weight training at home...

you're in a position now to completely change your life... I think you should go for it.

When your fat family and friends realize what a change has taken place ... you wont have to worry about them complaining about pizza and donuts.

thank you.

I looked up this Cardio Dance thing and I do that while listening to music. it's really fun and it makes me feel great.

I'll look up a good 5 meal plan, and start strength training.

Thank you so much for the support!

It's good that you're trying to change, but your diet needs some improvement. You need tons more veggies(you don't even eat any), and tons more protein.

And what kind of cereal? Sad thing is, almost all breakfast cereals are crap, little more than "breakfast candy".

OP: Learn to cook various healthy, tasty things. You'll have a lot more options for eating well, and your friends/family won't think you're as insane. Even if you have no interest in doing the vegetarian thing in general, look at vegetarian cookbooks and recipes online - veggie recipes tend to be more health-focused and are damned tasty too.

Keep it up, throw in some cardio, and you'll be doing well. Don't let others discourage you - you're doing something to better your life.

Male, 21, Same position you are in OP, Actually had my family tell me to stop being suck a martyr, Seriously you think they would realize that just because you want to become more healthy, it doesn't mean that you hate your appearance and have to stop doing everything you love. Hang in there. It's been a few weeks here and I can already see and feel a difference too.

Not-So-Protip: Push-ups, and especially pull ups(I do mine on the bathroom door) Seem to really do wonders for my arms if you're like me and dirt cheap. Ab Workouts are also a great way to make a visible and satisfying change when you look in the mirror. I try to take my little brother to the park a few times a week which is a good place to work out. Run around for a little extra cardio, and you can do leg lifts on the monkey bars and shit. My best advice would be to find random times in your day that adding muscular training is actually convenient. Good luck again~
