This is my progress, starting at week 1, photo every two weeks, 2 months progress.

I have a good routine, 4 days a week, lots of the good stuff (squats, dips, pull ups, bench, etc.), I don't over do it, and I am increasing in weight and reps. I eat well, lots of protein, no snacking on crappy food and drinks.

To me this progress looks pretty slow, I feel like I've hit a plateau and I'm only 2 months in. I'm just being impatient right?

If you were fat before you worked out, you're going to have to drop the fat to see the results.

By the final picture it looks like you're reaching the end of the fat days and I expect results should be seen soon.

Oh yeah, another thing: Throw a lot of cardio into your routine to burn the fat faster. If you expected to see results by burning fat solely through weight lifting then you're a funny man.

I have 2 days of HIIT and 2 days of regular cardio.

it looks like two weeks. :/

impossible to "declare" plateau overnight

give it a month, if you're making no more remarkable results we could discuss plateau

progress is looking good, no reason to think you've plateau'd

The ECTOMORPH

* Definitive "Hard Gainer"
* Delicate Built Body
* Flat Chest
* Fragile
* Lean
* Lightly Muscled
* Small Shouldered
* Takes Longer to Gain Muscle
* Thin
The extreme ectomorph physique is a fragile and delicate one. The bones are light, joints are small and muscles are slight. The limbs are relatively long in proportion and the shoulders droop. The ectomorph is a linear physique. Straight up and straight down, and may appear longer than he or she really is, due to the length of limbs coupled with lack of muscle mass developed on those limbs. The ectomorph is not naturally powerful and will have to work hard for every ounce of muscle and every bit of strength he or she can gain.

Well, you got better at focusing and lighting at least.

There is progress, too, there's a noticeable amount of fat loss.

What's your aim, bulking, cutting or just getting stronger and fitter?
