Hey /fit/, I need your help.Im a fatass. I'm about 5'8, around 300lbs. I really need and want to get in shape, but I have trouble working out after work. Partly because I'm lazy, and partly because I'm tired after work. I work a job where I'm on my feet all day, lifting and moving large sheets of metal (I'm a sheet metal worker), so I'm burning calories all day. My problem is that I love junk food. Can anyone recommend a tasty, non-vegetable based diet that will be easy to cook and easy to follow?My diet consists of:at work, for lunch, I'll have a corn dog, bag of cheetos, and a v8 splash drinkafter work, something junkfood usually, whether it be pizza, fast food, or top ramen or something like that. occasionally I'll cook something fairly healthy, but not usually.

Stop eating fatty. Drink nothing but water, eat less and eat better and your job will take care of everything fairly quickly. Just limit the junk food to once or twice a week and have some control.
