I am now up to 6-8 from a dead hang, perfect form, done about 10 sets throughout the day, the last sets going for 2-3. (using the "grease the groove" routine). I was planning a "to failure set" last week, but got intestinal amebiasis, shat about 100 times in the past 48 hours, and can barely walk up the stairs.
Anywho, I figure I can do about 12 all out with good form, at 190 lb and dropping fast.
