I need your help. I recently took a look at myself in the mirror and realized how much I have let myself go. I've never been in any sort of diet or excersize program, and have no idea what the hell a carb is. Needless to say, I'm in need of some help.
My question to you is this:
How do I slim down from around 250ish 6'3"ish to a slimmer, new me. Some of you might ask, "Is he for real or did someone just call him fat and he'll be on those twinkies in the morning?" My answer to you is: "I'm willing to do almost anything."

Mostly, I don't know how fast I will get results, and I do not have the balls to sign up in a gym, any ideas and/or links? Thanks

i do teh same thing i cry when i look in the mirror my fat is horrible special when i like love this fucking hot girl who talks to me constantly =( whyyyyy
