hey /fit/,due to my own foolishness, I wound up having to walk about 20 minutes in direct, bright sunlight without any protection. no sunglasses, no sunscreen. how screwed am i? my eyes are burning right now, and i'm finding myself pretty worried if i'm going to get cataracts or some other damage because of screwing up something i'm usually pretty thorough about.
wait for the headachethen do some math
get some ice, use it to cool some water, dunk face in water with eyes open (take ice out first).
What the fuck. Are you a vampire?Does turning on an indoor light give you 2nd degree burns over your whole body?
I'm a basement dwelling neckbeard... well.. minus the beard.
2/10, but there are definitely enough worryfags who think they'll get skin cancer from 10 minutes of sunlight, or diabetes from eating two tablespoons of honey or someshit. Good idea, but be more subtle in the future
>>66405some sun is good, makes some vitamin d or e in the skin. too lazy to check
