Can someone tell me what the fuck is wrong with me?

My thumb keeps twitching when I put it in certain positions for a little while (like when I use a mouse.)

After some research, I learned that it wasn't Parkinsons, but I'm still clueless as to what the problem actually is.

It used to happen once every 3-4 months, which I just assumed was normal, but it's happened today at least 15 times, and it's starting to disturb me.

Anyone know what it might be?

Maybe a muscle spasm from leaning on a pressure point?

Seriously, it seems that you're fishing for confirmation bias.

We dont know but we're sure its hard to pronounce.

Try rubbing bengay on your thumb then insert it into your butthole and thrust it until a pool of blood exits your rectum.

Do we look like neurobiologists? Clearly you have some sort of CNS, pyschological, or pyschosomatic disorder, which /fit/ has already suggested. If you don't like the kind of answers you are getting, it's obvious that a) you're searching for someone to express a confirmation bias of yours, or b) you're looking for an exact name to the problem, which again, we're not neurobiologists.

Go see a doctor, jerkoff.

see a doctor, chan users cannot help you with something like that, as is clearly evident.

This only took me 30 seconds to find on the Google. I don't know if you guys heard of it, but it's this thing where you use it to find stuff on the internet.

Muscle twitching is the result of minor local muscle contractions or the uncontrollable twitching of a single muscle group served by a single motor nerve fiber or filament.

"Muscle twitches are minor and often go unnoticed. Some are common and normal, while others indicate a neurologic disorder.

Causes Return to top

* Benign twitches (not caused by disease or disorders)
o Often affecting the eyelids, calf, or thumb
o Normal and quite common, often triggered by stress or anxiety"
