I plan on working out during the summer...well I'm a skinny bastard. Anyway...I'm about 5'8 about 110 and 18.
I'm gonna start going to the YMCA by the end of the week, but I not sure what kind of workouts would be best for me. I want more muscles in my arm (right now they are noodles) and I can truthfully bench like around 90 or less. I also would like abs and more endurance. Anyone know a work out regiment that will help me fulfill my goals? Also tell me how often I should go during a week and for long each day. Thanks.

lol i do eat alot. loads of rice too. what a good breakfast too gain some weight? i usually just eat cereal.
