Britfags, help a brotha out here.

I'm at university in a really remote place and the only supermarket close by is Tesco. Every time I go shopping it seems the only healthy food they have is their fruit and vegetables, everything else is just ready-made meals and shit. Can anyone recommend some good healthy food that can be bought in Tescos?

Please stock my fridge for me, /fit/

Idk, I do like 4 meals a day and porridge is usually 2 of those lol. It's nice shit, get used to it and you'll like it. Try different stuff in it.. sugar, w/e you like. I usually eat legs/thighs cos they ridiculously cheap compared to breast. Any seasoning, experiment. They just over £1 ea, just test different ones. Seems a lot for a little seasoning but it's worth it. Buy some nice sauces, I just put BBQ on everything. Cheerios are for homos, get some weetabix at least.

Should I eat the tuna raw out of the tin, or put it in a sandwich? I used to eat tuna sandwiches in brown bread until I got told bread is also unhealthy =\

Quit focusing on small details. It's meat, it has protein and not a ridiculous amount of calories. There are other ways of cooking them too.

Also I can't stress eggs enough. Eggs/beans/bread = nice, cheap meal.
