The enraged, semi-literate and seemingly mentally incapacitated samefag in here is possibly the single dumbest non-troll poster I've seen in /fit/ in a while.
Anyway, on topic, I'm in Aus. There's public health care for everyone (durr), and private health care. My family is covered by private health care, and it's a pretty good thing - on my own, in the last two years, I've had a major surgery (correct pectus excavatum,) been to a slew of specialists on top of your average GP visits, and had CT scans, x-rays, EMGs and a fuckton of other shit. And I'm not even a dying wreck, mainly sports related injuries / shoulder problems account for a lot of this.
In the US, oh wow. Just no.
