Whatever you do, don't lift any weights. Especially with your hands.
3 sets of 15 reps at a comfortable weight setting for your first couple of workouts, then move to 3 sets of 20, and then 3 sets of 25. Then move your weight up and move back to 3 sets of 15.
do push ups till you cant do anymore. real push ups. then after you cant do ANYMORE. really. lay down and get 2 light weight dumbells and start to do butterflys until you cant possibly do anymore. you should be pretty tired out by the time you lay on your back. but works your chest out really good. also eat lots of food and get some muscle milk.
