Preparation Anonymous
Hey /fit/. In 4 days I'm going to participate in a fitness test which is part of an entrance exam. Running, bench, stomachs, chin-ups etc. All in all, you do as much as you can, so you go all out. What would /fit/ do in preparation to maximize output? Is it smart to do nothing and recharge the few days before the test, or do some light reps of each area? Thanks in advance!

Best way is probably to tank it out with pretty intense training for 2 days, then take a days rest, then take the test.

Get enough sleep day before and don't eat a heavy meal beforehand
