Bit of olive oil, pan, some garlic-pepper if you're lazy, fresh ground pepper and diced garlic if you're not. By itself, in a sandwich, on a salad, eat that shit.
Stir fry: chicken (cook by itself 3/4 of the way before adding other stuff), broccoli in copious amounts, bean sprouts if you like, mushrooms, pea pods, green onion (diced), ginger if you like. Your choice of stir fry sauce. Serve with rice of choice and lots of water.
Protip: The more veggies you add, you may need to drain some liquid off before adding sauce, unless you're totally into soup. ESPECIALLY the bean sprouts.
