Alright /fit/ here's my situation:I'm 6'0 200lbs, its my senior year and I want to lose weight by graduation in May. I do drink lots of soda, about 4-5 cans almost everyday, and I don't exactly eat the healthiest stuff either. But lately I have been drinking POM Pomegranate Lychee Green Tea and I have been eating a lot PB&J sandwiches as well. So what else should I do to become healthier by May?
NO SODA. Eat small portion meals around 5 times a day. Fruits, vegetables. Lots of water. Go on walks, bike, run. Get your heart rate up.
If you feel like something sweet, eat a piece of fruit instead. Peaches, strawberries, oranges, whatever.
