Dear /fit/Since I guess you guys are a lot more into this stuff than me, I come to you for advice.I'm 183cm tall & (guesstimate) 85-90kg, 21y/o, very average strength (can bench 60kg :S). The only exercise i currently do is about 40km of cycling a week (just to university and back), and i eat atrociously (more or less whatever looks good at the supermarket).I come to you seeking help loosing my gut and man boobs that are forming, and getting a bit more strength (would like to be benching maybe 90kgs by feb).Items i have at my disposal:- benchpress and dumbells- bicycleI have a bit of cash to pay for things upfront, but as i said i'm a student so things like gym membership are out of the question.Can you suggest- 4 or 5 meals i can make that are reletively better than pizza and chips- hints for an exercise routineThanks,Anonymous /b/tard
