i did deadlifts for my first time 2 days ago, i did 5x10 at about 90 pounds. i think my form was okay, i did a lot of studying before hand. The day after, by lower back was kind of soar as expected, but my quads hurt like a fucking motherfucker. Today, it is the opposite, my quads are a little soar, but my back fucking killlllsss. Its hard just to move around. I feel it just in my muscle in my lower back, not in my spine. So I think maybe its just because it was my first time?has anyone else experienced something similar? or did I kill myself accidently
besides that 5x10 is way too many fucking reps for deadlifts, its probably just because it was your first time.
