Bench Press? Anonymous
So I've got some pretty good strength in every area I can think of..My balance isn't bad..
I can pull off 1 armed push ups decently enough.

Why am I having issues with bench presses?
I think it's a balance issue but usually my balance is pretty good.
Remedy?
Been doing free weights and slowly working my way up alot but after about 210 the weight seems to start shifting and wavering..It's not getting hard to lift it's just getting hard to keep it from moving from side to side...
Is my balance just royally fuckered when it comes to being on my back?
