I want a stomach like this soo badly, but i'm so shit at keeping diets.
At the moment I'm too curvy and I have love handles, slowly gaining more weight. I know junk food is bad for me but I always give up on a diet after like 2 days and end up eating poo food again.
Can /fit/ help me out with a good diet plan I can easily stick to??
List some food that will help me lose weight while still keeping interest. And list food I should definitely stay away from!

Of course, ride a bike 5 km's 3 times a week and jog at least 7 hours a week, I dot sit ups through the day to. I just always have cravings for fatty food and I can't resist! Thats alI need help with
