So this is me /fit/. I'm 5'8" and I weigh like 155 lbs, and I have horrible posture. I want to have a more defined muscular body and try to correct my posture, please help!

Yoga+ great for posture+ meet chicks- chicks think you're gay, or that you're taking yoga only to hit on thembut maybe you'll get lucky anyway.and you'll definitely improve your posture.
