Hi /fit/, I have a bit of a problem, I'd like to get thinner and stronger (I'm about 80kg now, 185cm), but I lack motivation and discipline, the only thing stopping me from actually doing something is that I'm too lazy. This also affects my studying and I'm starting to lag behind.

So, what do I do to force myself to start working?

It takes forcing yourself into a point of view, perspective, or realization that freaks you out into working. YOu need to think up things that will motivate you. And I don't mean a carrot. I mean a stick.

Take whatever it is you do when you should be working out (watching TV, jacking off to horrible anime porn, starting fights with hobos, etc) and try to remove it from your life. Remove the temptation and try to build discipline.

Take something you do every day that is not essential and don't do it for a week. Every time you want to wack it to snuff porn work out instead. Do push ups every time you think about them.
