I cant do a pull up to save my life. I am pretty fit other than my upper body, Pushups, Crunches and Running is what I do. Is this Perfect Pullup worth it? What are some other techniques for developing the upper body muscles I need to do a pullup?

Do you have a gym membership? Most likely they have an assisted pull-up machine. Use it like any other machine and set a course for gradual improvement.

Also, lat pull-down machines help.

No gym membership, I do have access to a weight machine. I will give the lat pull down a try.

you can also use enormous rubber bands (google band assisted pullup or some shit like that) or just jump up and do eccentrics (i.e. let yourself down slowly)

can you do chinups?
if you can, do those
it's almost the same as a pull up

if you can't, grab the bar jump up and slowly lower your self down
repeat

also if you are really fat (like 100 pounds overweight) it'll be hard, so loose some weight

Perfect pull-up is a rip-off. Get on a bar, and hang, goddamnit. Hang from the top position and bottom. ALso do negatives, those help a lot
