HIIT help Anonymous
Okay yeah I have no clue what a HIIT schedule would entail, but I'm willing to put my balls on the line and do this shit for the good of my health.

I need help to set up a schedule, a really detailed workout over 7 days. I work lifting heavy things up and down stairs all day for mon-fri 7:00 AM I wake up and come home 6:30 ish. I usually eat pretty shitty foods, I need some diet tips...Since obviously HIIT won't work if I eat pizza every fucking night.
