I have angiokeratomas on mah balls. Had them zapped off but they came back a month or so later. Dermatologist said they're genetic and they'll come back forever, but I read online that there were cases of guys with increased vascular pressure for whatever reason, and once that was fixed the angiokeratomas went away. What should I do, besides get them zapped off every two months for the rest of my life?

I’ve always considered myself a healthy person (with the exception of a fucked up left hip due to LCPD), i rarely get sick and even when i do get sick, it does not last much.

Almost one year ago, I was about to finish my career, I was doing my “professional practice” here (which is like working, for free), at the same time that I was doing other people’s projects at school (in exchange for some monies, of course). At my practice, the boss was the shittiest motherfucker I’ve known in my 23 years of life, he was putting a shitload of pressure on me, and when I got home, I had no time to relax AT ALL because I had to finish the projects that I promised to do.

I was sleeping 5-6.5 hrs a day, VERY stressed and sometimes, depending on a couple of large cups of coffee every day to get through my work and, suddenly, arrhythmia.
>> Anonymous
>>343305
[to be continued... hang on]
>> Anonymous
>>343306

Several times a day, my heart would “beat funny” one time, and continue beating normally for an undetermined period of time (from seconds, to hours), this had happened me before, but not really often.

One day, I got this horrible (at least for me) episode, like 5 beats went bad and I got really fucking scared and started sweating, we went with a cardiologist who ran some tests on me and he said that I was fine, the left part of my heart was just a little bit enlarged probably because of high BP (one time I measured it with an electronic device from a respected brand and I got like 120-160 or something like that). Stress was the cardiologist’s prognosis, and I was prescribed 0.25mg xanax as long as the stress was high, and I took them for a good three weeks until I finished the things that I had to do in that shitty place. [to be continued]
>> well fuck your shit !SvVHiVQG4I
>>343309
Jesus dicking christ, you don't need to elaborate so hard.

You were stressed, started experiencing heart palpitations, went to a cardiologist, and got some xanax.

One fucking sentence.
>> Anonymous
I am still here, finish the story
>> Anonymous
>>343309
I know when my BP gets high because I get headaches whenever that happens, anyway…

Anyway, once I finished with all the stuff that I had to do, the arrhythmias happened less and less often, until I would have one every couple of weeks or so. The thing is that after that period of turbulence, I feel that my heart has not been the same.

Before that, I would play soccer for long periods of time without a problem, but then I stopped all the physical activity for a good six months. After this six month period, I started looking for ways to keep myself active (high impact activities were fucking up my hip, FAST), so I decided to swim.
>> well fuck your shit !SvVHiVQG4I
>>343315
We're going to be here for the next three fucking days at this rate.
>> Anonymous
>>343319

Anyway, the first days were good, but as I increased the intensity and time of my swimming, my heart started giving me trouble. Sometimes I’d have a small arrhythmia whenever I started warming up inside the pool, almost as soon as I started swimming; sometimes I’d have this ‘weird’ feeling by my heart as I swim whenever my heart starts beating fast(usually happens whenever I’m about to finish a lap, I’m still a beginner). Some days, I feel a faint pain around the area of my heart several minutes at the time.

Also, it seems like if my heart got waaay sensitive to the effects of the caffeine, alcohol, oversleeping, sleep time shifting, and all that shit, and I have no idea why, since I’ve been under little pressure lately.

By the way, there is no recent history of heart attacks within my family members, young or old.
>> Anonymous
>>343328
Just to finish, I have acquired a little more endurance lately, and my heart seems to be getting “better” (less arrhythmia while I swim, or while I’m resting), but I wonder if I should be worried about the whole thing or not.

Your prognosis, doc?
Thanks in advance!
>> Anonymous
Ok

The way you are talking about it (weird beats from time to time), it make me thinks of an arrythmia called Premature ventricular contraction:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Premature_ventricular_contraction
It is usualy benign and can be cause by stress and/or caffein so it is coherent with your story.

The think that troubles me is the hypertrophy of your left heart. It can develop with high blood pressure but it usualy take litteraly decades of chronically elevated blood pressure. So you might get check often to see that it does not worsen over time.
For the sports, I think that as long as you dont feel pain in your chest, dont worry too much about it, you are probably just out of shape.

Good luck with that.

Sup doctorface,

I started getting sick in July despite being healthy. I came down with dizzy spells every morning upon waking with nausea. Made no sense because I didn't change my diet or exercise regime. I did however change jobs, one to where I was working outside since June. Once the dizzy spells stopped I came down with what seemed like a sinus infection with mild fever. This turned into a sore throat, ear pain, and swollen, painful lymph nodes which lasted about 4 days. I've also had a mild headache on & off almost every day since the dizzy spells. All symptoms seem to blend together, change over time, and migrate.

WTF?

i'm convinced i have a sebaceous cyst on my neck. it started off small when i discovered it, and i squeezed sebum out of it for about 3 months. after that, nothing came out of it anymore. i can still feel something hard beneath the surface of my skin, and i still basically have a small hole in my neck. ive never gone to the dr about it. if i do, can they just cut it out? will i have to be on antibiotics? this thing is fucking annoying

my dad has been having weird headaches for years now.
he says it feels like someone's threading a wire through his brain, his eyes feel swollen and they sting/hurt, he feels like he can barely get by, everything is mute and kinda dim, it's hard to concentrate because of the pain [which sometimes he says is like throbbing], he feels lethargic sometimes but he keeps on doing whatever he's doing nonetheless especially if he's at work [he works as restaurant manager].
he said in the past they were much worse and he seriously thought of suicide because he was afraid of having some kind of attack or brain damage that would leave him paralyzed and he didn't want to burden my mom, my brothers and i w/ having to take care of him.

his doctor[s] have checked him out and say it's all about age and stress [he's in his mid 50's] and that he needs to exercise, they've prescribed him meds for high pressure but they don't help him. he does exercise, a couple hours a day a couple days a week and even if he's not stressed out he might still get them. also, his job is not that stressful

he's tried different migrane/headache medicines but only an advil migrane pill cut in half will help him out. if he takes a whole one it's too much. he was thinking it was some kind of chemical only found in the advil that helps him out that's not found in other meds.
>> Anonymous
>>344036
This make me thinks of cluster headache or severe migraine
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cluster_headache
If it is the case, I would not worry about brain dammage: it is not a stroke.
For the meds, I know that specific drugs called Tryptans can help to abort an headache when it starts. He should ask his doc about it

Good luck
>> Anonymous
Can't retract the foreskin of my penis? Help?
>> Anonymous
>>344039
yup, that's pretty much how he describes his headaches/pains.

he's always said they're not like migranes, but worse.

i don't think his are periodic but they do happen in bouts

i'll show this to him and i think he'll be happy to see something written about it since he's felt like he's usually dismissed about his symptoms

he's encountered other people who feel the same way as him, a couple of coworkers and some people who exercise at the park where he goes and he says when he sees them they look like he used to feel [and still feels], like shit in the middle of a headache.
they compare symptoms and he's given them a little bit of his advil or told them which one to get and when they see him again they're usually all grateful because what he gave them helped them out.

anyhow, thanks! =)

I'll step in for the good doctor here because I've had it myself

Either your doctor will tell you to get it cut, or he'll prescribe salves that loosen up the skin. In some 30% of cases however the loosening effect is temporary and no amount of stretching will help.

So unless you're really keen to keep your foreskin, just have it removed like I did. You'll have a limp dick for about a month, after which you'll realize it was worth it.
>> Anonymous
I periodically get pains in my chest when i breath, like a knot in specific areas. Is this asthma or cancer?
>> Anonymous
>>344078
Fuck this. Don't get it removed. just stretch it. salves are unneccesary. it will be painful, but so will having the hypersensitive end of your penis scraping against your clothing. love thy penis, keep thy foreskin.
>> Anonymous
>>344087
It can be so many things.... not very specific.
If you feel overall good, I would guess the pain is originating from your intercostal muscles (between the ribs). But it could be anything really.... need more infos.
>> Anonymous
>>344091

I'll admit it took about 6 months before I was really comfortable with it. It depends on your age too, the younger you get it done the less sensitive it becomes.

Good luck stretching, what will most likely happen is you'll create tiny amounts of scar tissue which accumulate over time and when healed up will stiffen your foreskin even further.

Also I go way longer during sex now than I ever did, to the point where I need to find a better brand of condom that won't break after 20+ minutes. I climax when I want to, and on top of that it feels better.

Whenever I take a shit, I go to wipe, I check the paper and there is blood everywhere, I look in between my legs and the water has turned completely red, I wipe a few times (lately it ahsn't been painful to wipe my ass so I can't pass it off in my mind as some cut caused by some massive turd), go to flush and I notice the blood seems to be part of the turd itself, the ridges are red and it's worrying me.

It's like, if I don't take care of my skin, I get acne, i.e. my cheeks and the sides of my chin get those small white heads or w/e they're called.

If I do take care of my skin (like I've been doing lately) i.e. shaving slowly and careful, washing face once a day, the small acne spots go away, instead I get a large one which I can feel coming from a deeper layer of skin than the rest of them (i.e. for the first few days it's only read, only after it does the white stuff show).

Also, if you don't know no need to answer, someone else might know or something :/
