What the fuck! 160$ for 3 months of gym! Oh well, gotta train those mussles. But wait anon, i can cancel my gym membership this week. What could i do with this 160$? I want to continue gaining strength and shit.

My neighbor park is awesome because they installed some kind of machines to work out. There is seated Bench Press machine, wich works hydraulicly, but i won't use it, because the maximum resistance is 60lbs.
Most importantely there is a pull-up bar and a place to do dips.

Also, bars at different height from the floor, i could do decline pushups on these?

160$ Is really too much for 3 months. I feel like i'm getting riped. Help me get riped somehow else!

Yes but it's a freezing 18 celcius in my gym. Warming up takes so much time that when i'm not freezing i wasted time and energy.

Money's tight; so I work out with dumbbells, pushups, situps, etc. at home. Whatever works, bro

I would not join a gym that costs that much based on principle alone, even if it meant sacing squats.

Jump squats will make you strong in the mean time

fuck that's cheap, i'm paying $100 a month right now, only a little above the ~$80 average, in the center of a decent sized euro city

It's pretty rediculous. I think that gyms should only contain barbells, then we'd only have to pay 50$ a month maximum.
Prices are inflated because they provide a trainer, wich you don't need, a receptionist, wich you don't need, cardio machines and machines, WICH YOU REALLY DON'T NEED.
