If you want to stay with a body weight workout, you should advance from push ups if you can already do >60 of them.
If you can do 100 push ups, you basically limit out on the benefit and doing more is just going to be bad on your wrists.
Suggestions on stuff to try out,
Diamond push ups. Guillotine push ups. Tricep push ups. Decline push ups. Weighed push ups (put random shit in a back pack and do them then.) One-legged push ups. Finger push ups.
If you're feeling quite advanced, start doing one handed push ups. If you're feeling mother fucking advanced, start learning how to do planche push ups.
