I'm sick of it!!! I eat and eat and eat and I can never gain any weight for seemingly no reason. I'm 6'0" at 150lbs. Does anyone have any tips to help a guy gain weight???

Prepare your foods in advance, and plan when you're eating out. When you are eating out, order the full shebang. Buy a high calorie milkshake for convenience. Keep trying.

Dude, you're complaining that YOU CAN EAT WHATEVER YOU WANT WHENEVER YOU WANT and still remain at a decent weight? I understand 150 is a bit low for being 6'0, but damn man..

I'm 6'0, 180, and I run 2-3 miles a day and eat sparingly. I wish I could just go to Whataburger and Wendy's everyday and actually eat brownies and other things like that, but I don't out of not wanting to spite all my hard work.

Constantly prepare food in advance, so you never go 2 hours without a small meal.

Start drinking large quantities of WHOLE milk.
(Shoot for a gallon a day)

Milk is for babies.

Buy some protein and make sure you get at least 160 grams of protein a day. Add 500 cals to your regular diet.

Just remember that you want 1 gram of protein per pound of weight you wish to be.

Milk will make you have really messed up shit, plus it is made up of unhealthy fats. So eating it en masse is like having liquid junk food. That may be a wonderful way to bulk up for people who have commitment to do the workout, and who want fast results... but it's not good for normal everyday people like you and me.
