FCUK! I have the same problem as well. You can't really just target your lower abs, it's all about genetics. Try HIIT to burn fat faster, combined with strength training and you'll see results faster.
3x a week do strength training and right after you do those do HIIT.
It'll have your metabolism running and burning fat HOURS after you finish working out.
Oh, and eat healthier, you fat americunt.
