Hey guys (posting this on /ck/ as well so I'm covering all my bases),

I'm jumping on the healthy bandwagon and I'm gonna make some serious changes to my diet. I think I know what I'm doing. I've been reading up about what I should be eating and in what amounts etc. I've cut out carbonated drinks altogether and replaced them with water. Instead of chocolate / candy I've started eating fruit etc. Small changes, but I'm already feeling the difference.

So, I'm looking for some healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinners to round off my day nicely. Variety kicks ass and I'm open to whatever you got as long as it's healthy.

Cheese Scramble:
8 whole egg whites
3 tablespoons of skim milk
3 ounces of mozzarella cheese (part skim, grated)
salt and pepper

1. In a bowl, beat the egg whites with the skim milk.
2. Using vegetable spray, add egg mixture and cook slightly - then add cheese. Cook until desired firmness.
