Without giving away too many personal details, I can only really budget about $6 a day for food expenses. THAT'S NOT ENOUGH TO BE /fit/ I guess. Main diet staples are Cheesy Bean and Rice Burritos from Taco Bell and water. Anybody have any ideas that'll keep me in the black and not be taco bell?
Turkey minceIts cheap and you can make loads of different meals using it + other ingreds. Its a staple of my diet.
go to costco, sam's club or a similar place buy shit in bulk. Get chicken, brown rice, mixed vegetables, oatmeal and eggs. DONE

Buy a big bag of rice and buy some tofu in bulk the big packages. Don't eat meat from taco bell it is processed your going to get fatter. I don't eat meat and I'm thin so stay away from meat all together. AIM: awesomevegan
Simple meals made from frozen whole foods are cost effective. Eat your veg and meat and you'll do well.
