Quick question, /fit/.

Whenever I go running, my right foot falls asleep. It occasionaly gets to the point where its completely numb. Is there anything I can do to prevent/lessen this?

Stretch more before you run ( or as i like, easymode jog for 1 km, THEN stretch, then run your usual stuff)

Make sense. So there isnt anything medicaly wrong with me, my legs are just too tense to pass blood efficiently?

You shouldn't rule out a medical problem. Follow>>340686's advice and if it still occurs see your doctor.

Could be your shoes? How tightly do you tie your shoelaces?

I sometimes get numb toes when I tie my shoes too tight.

this used to happen to me a lot. Then I went to OCS and my foot was numb the entire time. I pinched a nerve or something, I guess. Now that I'm out, my foot's back to normal and it doesn't get numb anymore. I think the shock from the running did it too, i don't know i'm not a fucking surgeon.

tl;dr it goes away, just man up.
