hello /fit/ im just starting college in michigane,(yes the fatty state) and am trying to fight the freshman 15. im actually going to try for a freshman -45 or so. there is all the workout equipment i would ever need within reasonable walking distance to my dorm, i dont have my dorm filled with junk food, and there are a few healthy options on my meal plan, but they are all balls, there is also subway, kfc, taco bell, asian food place, a&W, and wendyswhat should i do to not be a biggewr fat ass than i already am, i weigh like, 235 lbs atm, but am not like a bus or anything like that. im about 6'00" so i dont really know where to start. i was thinking of swimming and weight training, while primarily living off of subweigh chicken bacon ranch's and some little pita shop. since you are all so knowledgeabl,e it is undoubtetly likely you will help me. ty in advancetl;dr im fat and have everything i could possibly use to lose weight, diets and exersize plans plox
Eat less and exercise regularly (3-5 times a week.) Cardio is good for losing weight. Once you lose a lot you can start weight training.
