multivitamins are overrated, eat right and you dont have to worry about it

carb up after a workout and get some whey protein with BCAA's

fruits and vegetables do cost money. believe me i'd buy them if i could afford them, so i'm looking for the best alternative. any real help would be nice.

ok so your poor, and you'd rather buy a multivitamin as a supplement to your diet rather than getting ALL you need from food?

that doesnt make sense man. If anything vitamins are a more expensive lazy man's way out of poor nutrition.

ok me again. are you doing this because you know youre an unhealthy eater? ill give you some advice on multis in general.... you wont absorb half of whats in that pill because of multis nature - vitamin C, E have reactions with calcium that make them harder to absorb in the GI.

Id say the things you really ought to takes supplements of are fish oil, vitamin D, and possibly B-6, everything is pretty easy to get by food - assumiong your not a veg

ok last comment ill make....

cheaper deal for you and i have dealt with them before and consider them reliable
