Hey /fit/I am going to be attending a con in May and I intend to cosplay, I choose an outfit that will not exactly suit my body type, but I was planning on losing weight to get ready for the con, and to be healthy.I am looking to lose roughly 10-15 pounds (I have like three months) and I have had trouble losing weight in the past. I was wondering if you guys could give me some advice for losing weight and toning some of my body.In b4 weeaboo faggot.Steps I've already taken, sugar drinks, and I upped my water in take so I am actually getting my recommended daily ammount.
