God damn why do my genetics suck so hard? I got to 140 lbs 5'6" by eating 6x a day and drinking those shakes. Working out 4x a week.

My appetite never increased aways felt like I was gorging to the point of puking.

I injured my elbow and couldnt work out for 6 weeks. Then I had to keep it light for a few weeks after. I only ate 3 meals a day in that time since with out working out i didnt have the appetite for it.

Im down to 120 lbs. Fucking gay. How the fuck do I lose weight this easily?

Drink a gallon of whole milk a day and follow Rippetoe's 5x5 or SL's 5x5. You'll gain weight that will LAST.

after 2 weeks of not lifting you begin to lose msucle, combined with not eating enough to maintain your weight it will go fast
start lifting again and if you ever get injured again atleast keep eating enough

I have one more question. Does the muscle lost come back any quicker?

Same boat, OP. I tried to gain some weight this summer and put on 20 pounds in a month and a half with your same regimen. Then a heat wave hit and I was losing 5 pounds a night. If you felt like you were gorging though try to make the meals smaller, go for tuna.
