Reasonably built 20yr old male here, body building has been nothing but a hobby to me since the age of 14. It's been a blast but I'm now looking to reverse the process and return to my naturally tall and skinny state.

What'd be the best way to go about this? Should I just stop my routines altogether and sit around playing videogames til I waste away. Or is there a better option open to me?

your muscles with undergo atrophy over time, since you're a bodybuildfag i'd assume you never trained core too hard right? you have a V shaped body? So you could just do loads of cardio, and reduce your weight training completely, or just eat like crap.

You could inject estrogen I guess.

I've trained my core just a little less than the rest of me, and I indeed have the V shape. I think i'll just run it away, eating crap wouldn't do my insides any good so I think i'll just cut down on the amount I eat rather than change what I do, which is clean anyway.
