hey /fit/ I need diet advice.

for breakfast I'll usually have a bowl of total cereal (pic) what else should I eat with this to make my breakfast bigger? does the type of milk I use matter?

for lunch, I usually eat a turkey sandwich on wheat bread. bottle of water. I eat lunch early (due to school lunch times) so I don't really eat that much since it's still 10:30 in the morning.

for dinner I usually have regular dinner meals that my mom cooks. I limit myself so I can still eat what she cooks without really worrying about what I'm eating (although generally it's usually not un-healthy)

Fruit. Eggs. Breakfast for winners.

Eggs on whole grain bagels/bread/english muffin/etc. Add a bit of fresh fruit.

And don't forget... you can even add VEGGIES to breakfast. It doesn't have to be just breakfast food. I mean, eat some carrots or a salad if you want.
