'sup /fit/.
Would you rather indulge in bulimia or risk an infarct? Healthy diet and sports are not an option.

I was bulimic for 3 months about a year ago. Lost 50 lbs, then stopped and started lifting and eating healthy. I look kickass now.

This in no way is condoning bulimia, just saying that it definitely affected my life for the better, and I have never once thought about doing it again now that I am in good shape.

I have no idea what an "infarct" is, but I *do* know that not all bulimics lose weight. A good number actually gain. It's impossible to purge all of the calories that you take in--up to 50% may be retained no matter how hard you try. So if you eat 5000 calories in a day (a typical binge day for most people) and attempt to purge after every time you eat, you could still very easily gain weight.

Self control + healthy eating + exercise will yield better results every time.
