Wednesday: HIIT + Legs/Back
Thursday: Rest Day
Friday: HIIT + Arms/Chest
Saturday: HIIT + Legs/Back
Sunday: Hike or if raining Run

I don't really keep a consistent schedule. It changes every 3-4 weeks, including muscle groups, exercises, circuit vs non, etc.
