stand up and put your hands down at your sides. breath in deeply through your nose, and while doing so, raise your arms into a V formation above your head. hold your breath for about 5 seconds, and then, when you exhale you want to touch the tip of your tongue to the gumline of your two front teeth (behind the teeth) and slowly exhale. while you exhale, bring your arms back down to starting position. repeat.
