Hey /fit/

I've been working out for about a year now. I'm about 5'7" and went from weighing 220 to 156 lbs. Are there any tips on how to tone up my body and get rid of the rest of my belly, it seems no matter how much i work out and diet, i can't seem to lose the rest of my gut, nor does it seem like i am gaining much muscle.

My goal is to have a somewhat flat stomach and more muscle definition throughout my body. Are there any tips on what i should do in terms of exercising or eating?

I normally work out for an hour to an hour and 30 minutes a day except for sunday and sometimes friday.

Any tips would be much appreciated.

Pic Related, its my gut at the moment.

You gotta do cardio if it's fat, and revise your diet. If it's skin, give it another year and it should be fine.

I was 13ish, 155lbs, and about 5'4,5'5
now im 16 175lbs, and about 5'81/2
I bench 300
Just get alot of protine. after you work out then sleep alot.
You'll gain alot of muscle.

How much are you eating right now and what is your actual routine like? I can't give you advice just from you saying "I work out"

The hell do you look like? You're the same height as me but like 40lbs heavier, and I'm not fucking scrawny.

I"m 20.

Right now i eat around 1600-1800 calories. I usually eat a small meal every 4 hours or so with a small snack in between.

When i go to the gym, i usually do 30-40 minutes of weight lifting focusing on a certain area. Then another 20-30 minutes of cardio, and sometimes i throw in 20 minutes of swimming.

Changing up your weightlifting routine might help a bit. Are you doing heavy compounds? Squats, deadlifts, overhead press, rows, power cleans? You'll burn more calories in a routine like this than the typical crappy bodypart isolation routine.

Yeah i do them, but not as much as i probably should be doing. So i guess i'll ditch the isolation routine, any other advice?
