The best thing is, if you go to this place pretty late at night all of the seafood is half off. You can get a pretty nice oyster/shrimp/crab tray for under $20.

How the hell do you guys survive on so little food!? If I ate that little I'd wither away to nothing sat on my arse, let alone working out.

I used to be able to polish off a bowl and a half of chili, with mashed potatoes and two sodas and anything else, and then be hungry enough to eat three hours later.

I've noticed as I exercise my stomach has either shrunk or my appetite has gone down, so I feel very full on much less food.

First off no fried foods, specially not for dinner. Instead of a banana eat a healthier fruit, like grapefruit, kiwis, papaya, watermelon, cantaloupes (sweet but healthy), and strawberries are great as well.

don't have biscuits as a snack or chocolate. have some more fruit, or some cold vegetables with a little bit of cheese. a slice of cold cut meat plus a piece of fruit is good as well.nuts are also great as a snack.

i suppose the subway isn't all that bad, though i hope you're making the healthier choices (since you didn't post what you actually got i can't say.) i don't know about you, but when i have diet soda i start craving real soda; if you're like that, you might just want to drink water instead of diet sodas to avoid having to deal with cravings.

>>262714
You're awesome. Thank you.

Problem is I spend a lot, lot of time out of the house. I hate taking shit with me because it gets dry and stale, and fruit at malls and sandwich bars is fuck expensive. But I guess I can work around that.
I don't think I've ever craved soda, I just get sick of flavours really quickly, and I wanted something to break up the shit loads of water I'm drinking now. But I'm adjusting to it.
I already made huge changes to my diet, and I've already noticed huge differences in my wellbeing, so I want to keep going.

hm, i'm out of the house as well. what i do is buy a big bag of raw almonds, separate it into whatever amount of servings i get out of the bag, and then stick in those sandwhich bags. they taste great, they're healthy, and even if they get a little warm it beats the stale vegetables.

i switched to almonds because i couldn't stand the taste and texture of a warm carrot. look around, you'll find healthier snacks that're easy to carry around.
