g'day /fit/ this is my first time here and i've got a few questions to ask.is it more beneficial for me to do a gym session in the morning then it is in the afternoon?ANDhow much does consuming alot of alcohol on a saturday night effect my body the week after?

op here.the past 2months, been consuming nothing but vodka, soda water and a dash of lime. That doesn't sound too sugary, prob the vodka itself though.
