long time no see, /fit/well, eversince my wisdom tooth surgery thing, I haven't eaten a lot because it would hurt to chew. that was a week ago, and i've only been taking 300 - 500 calories in a day.is this okay? i'm not hungry anymore, it seems i've adapted to this eating habit. besides, i wanna lose some weight.

Starving yourself by consuming too few calories breaks down muscle and then sets you up to put on all the weight you lost plus more once you resume regular eating patterns.
crash dieting is the dumbest thing you can do, your body will go in an alarm phase and hold on to ur fat as long as possible
