hey /fit/.some weeks ago i posted on /b/ to gather some information on how to prevent blushing and sweating, the two problems i can't seem to handle.recently, i somehow learned to get used to my slightly red face and sweating easily and it kind of turned into a chronic state.i'm working out 2 - 3 times a week (ice hockey), so it's not that being fat is a cause for that.is it possible that my training / physical status is simply not balanced enough?would running help?pic not related.
/fit/anons sure have some wierd problems...
>>132159Do HIIT every second day at a track and hit the sauna DIRECTLY after.Eventually your skin will get used to the increased bloodflow and sweating and it will stop being so red.I had the very same problem.
