Walk and get yourself accustom to long walks. everyday. 2 miles max 1 mile min. work up to two miles
Walk and jog. every other day jog twice at least. 100 steps at least. for two weeks 1 mile min work up to two miles 2 mile max
Walk and jog continued every other day jog 4 times at least. 150 steps at least. for two weeks 1 mile min work up to two miles.
Do this in the same increments until you can jog 2 miles.
Its ok to take longer. such as spending 4 weeks on a step rather than 2, just don't move down a step.
Use a treadmill if you like and pay attention to how you run or your knees will kill you.
You'll burn fat and build a little muscle.
You might gain weight at first due to developing muscle if you don't have a lot to begin with so don't think it's not working for you.
You will build a large appetite doing this so please try to eat healthily.
