Ever since I've moved to uni, my protein intake has lowered. At home it was about 35-40%, now probably around 25% with (healthy) carbs filling the gap.Lately (for about the past month and a half) I've been recovering after workouts more slowly. I worked my chest out Tuesday, and even right now it's still a little sore. I would normally be over it by Thursday.Could my lower protein intake be a major factor in my decreased recovery time? I didn't think it would be THAT important.
