Hi /fit/, I'd like to hear your opinion about my workout:Day 1: squats, deadlift, benchpress, bar-rowsDay 2: deadlift, power-clean, shoulder press, bar-rows.I'm 6'4 and fucking hate squats, so I do deadlift every day instead.Good idea, bad idea?
You need those squats OP, you're pretty long, se they're your weak point. Train your weak points.
You should replace everything with Squats, that way you'll get hueg quicker.
I forgot to mention that I already got legs like hydraulic rams.
