Hey /fit/, I have a problem.

After my squats, I can still get up 3 flights of stairs to my flat. What am I doing wrong?

I just started Stronglifts last week, only up to 30kg (doing it the right way since I've never lifted before). I make sure to break parallel every rep and keep my chest up and all of that hoo hah.

Does the ache eventually get bad enough that you can't walk, or is it about even all the way up to 1x bodyweight squats and beyond?
