About 7 months ago I started doing some simple work outs. At the start, it was 30 continuous minutes on an old and nearly broken exercise bike and about 25 weight lifts a day with almost no break days. I turned 14 not too long before that and was about 5"8 144 pounds, which turns out to be like .1 below overweight on the body mass index. The weight lifts were for a minor manboob problem I used to have. I wasn't fat noticably fat, just my stomach wasn't exactly desirable. Gradually, I moved up to about 30 weight lifts, and about 2 months in to it I got a new 100$ magnetic bike which displays all of the information like calories burnt, speed, distance, time, etc. To keep myself from being bored as shit, I either played SOCOM 3 online while pedaling (which is annoying at first, but you're able to cope with it after a while) or watched TV. It motivated me because I wasn't ever bored and could live with being a lazy shit playing video games, and being a healthyfag at the same time. In addition did about 200 jumping jacks nightly. Later, I started running outside late at night and worked my way up over time to be a very good runner with excellent stamina. I could run about 3 miles straight at the peak of my sessions. This is a success story to me. I managed to lose 16 pounds and my abdominal muscles were becoming very noticable. I had great stamina and eventually I grew to excersizing and abandoned video games, Internet, TV, and other tedious, repetitive, and non productive crap for a long while to focus on hanging out with friends. I also beat depression.

But then some crazy shithead started killing cats, beheading them, and sometimes piling their severed limbs in shoeboxes and writing the owner's names on them in my neighborhood and proceeding to lay them on people front yards and streets. It turns out that a few of these dead cat heads were found in the park. The same park I ran in at night. I didn't really care too much, personally. Fuck it, I thought. I'd bring a knife or run with a friend. But my overprotective parents wouldn't let me go anymore.

So about a week later, I just seemed to lose the spirit of working out. Once your break your schedule it's really annoying to go back and start all over again especially when you're already losing what you worked for. To make all of this shit worse, I injured my toe playing soccer with some crazy Mexicans at school in PE. Sounds stupid, but it really gets to you when you lose balance every 10 seconds. It's a bitch to even walk and I'm supposed to stay off my feet for another month. So that's two months of really not doing shit except staying home and my only excersize being walking around at school sometimes--> CONTINUED in next post.

So my problem is, I don't really do anything except sit around at home because I can't really work out until my toe heals, which is probably going to be a few weeks. At that time, school ends and summer school starts. What should I do to work out? I can't go to the park at night, can't go in the morning because of school, and the bike seems to be my only option for now which is ok with me but really not too rigorous, and I have no money from my parents to buy anything new. And the motivation I had a few months ago is practically gone. I'm not completely satisfied even though I have a good BMI because I'm still lacking that perfect 6 pack I wanted and don't look anything like the bikers with skin-tight shirts and shorts who also manage to be hot in them. But it's not like it seems to me urgent to do anything, even though I want to. I'm thinking of joining a sport or something, but I know I won't get the same results. Sports like soccer and crap are not anywhere near as intensive as my other workouts were and they last for a disambiguous hour or so on inconsistent and unreliable schedules. Gyms are expensive as hell, I'm not even old enough for membership, and I'll be around a bunch of old fat guys in some dull and bad-smelling room which I can't even go to every day.

So what suggestions do you guys have for me? What should I try to do to get back to where I was earlier? I'm up for new workouts, but I need one that will be strict, rigorous, and easily accessible. When I ran at parks or used my stationary bike, it was so easy to do because the park is like 50 steps away from me and the bike is a few feet from where I am now.

But yeah, I don't think that's happening any time soon. My retarded friends and neighbors just throw out the cats and then lie to their kids, telling them they ran away or something and pretend nothing ever happened.

Anyway, my parents have this paranoid mindset that shadows are evil and scary. I might get raped or something because as soon as the clock hits eight, harvest for children begins, amirite?

I kind of do have an idea, but again it won't fix any problems. My parents still wouldn't let me go at night. And I have seen other suspicious things go on up there before.
