No alcohol is pretty easy. Don't surround yourself with people that drink all the time. Exercise. Ever since I started running, I don't want to drink because I'm afraid it will undo everything I've worked for, and I'm like, I won't be able to wake up and go running without feeling like shit.
That said, the occasional alcohol doesn't hurt.
No binge eating: eat when you're hungry. Eat five or six smaller meals throughout the day. Replace junk snacks with healthy stuff. Don't eat because you're bored. You probably get bored during the weekends. Find something to do besides eat.
