I look like a fairly average guy, not skinny, not bulky, not fat. That is, when I'm standing up. When ever I sit down, though, my normal belly gets a bit flabby, and it bugs me. I'm not fat, so I'm wondering how come when I ever I sit down my stomach likes to think otherwise. How can I fix this /fit/?

You know what would be stranger? If the flesh around your abdomen didn't bunch up when you sat down. Seriously, it's meant to happen. People with six packs don't have perfectly visible abs when sitting down.

most guys have a paunch. It's the first place fat gets stored on men. Annoying, I know, I feel bloated there, espcially after eating

Suck it up, tubby.

No, but seriously, when you sit down, your skin isn't stretched as taught over the subcutaneous fat on your stomach, and because your whole anterior is compressing, it makes you look rolly-pollier on the belly. Unless you want to lose more weight overall, don't worry about it; even the skinniest dude gets some rollover when he sits down.

You have to get REALLY lean to have no pouch when you sit. It's meant to be like that.

Hell I'm at 10% body fat and I still have one.
