Sup, /fit/.Have been on a 1.5k calorie deficit and doing tons of cardio for three months now. I don't have a set routine for cardio yet since I started out 100% out of shape and have been improving pretty quickly, endurance-wise.My plan has been to start lifting as soon as I trimmed down, since I always hear how muscle gain while dieting almost always fails. In the meantime I've just been doing enough to hopefully retain some muscle. So, how much more would you say I need to lose before getting serious with lifting? (Currently 190ish, I think. Fucking digital scales. Also, height is 6'2.)PS: Yes, I know the pics are SHIT for comparison, but they're all I have. Would've worn the same shit in both but I've grown out of them and now they hang over my like drapes. Pose looks weird because both my belt and pants are outgrown and have to be held up. D:
how much do you weight now
oops 192 lbs and 6'2Once you reach 185 start to gain

>>86191You're right. When asking for fitness help, I should just vaguely allude to my shape and let everyone base their advice off that.
