I'd like to put on 15lbs of muscle by next November.

Does one have to use protein shakes/etc. and shit like that to get to 5-6 or would a good workout process and careful dieting be sufficient. Are artificial supplements necessary?
>> Anonymous
>>65120
No, it's actually better to get your nutrients from real food
>> Anonymous
So how the fuck does one plan his diet?
>> Anonymous
>>65120
i think it's hard to get the necessary protein amount daily from just natural sources, so the easily absorbed whey is preferred.
>> Anonymous
>>65132
Do you need that much protein? I thought you were supposed to eat stuff with a high glycemic index and a moderate amount of proteins.

umm id say about 4 years, maybe 2 seriously while the other 2 i spent just fooling around trying to find what works for me and trying to improve my form. im a huge fan of starting strength and attribute most of my gains to that.

I've moved passed that routine for now and have made my own routine but I still follow the basic idea of it and probably always will

how long would it take to go from 1-6? (OP's pic)

Looks impossible if its weeks.. months even looks too fast, years however seems too long..
>> Anonymous
>>66258
years seems about right, maybe 2 or 3
>> Anonymous

it depends on many factors, genetics, use of steroids..
but for sure, it's years, not months
1-3 is at least one year
>> Anonymous
That guy had good genetics, he has good muscle tone and size.

Just because his muscle was covered by fat doesnt mean it wasnt there, problem with most of you fatties is that theres no muscle undernearth
