Hey guys!
I'm 5'7, and about 175-180. I'm well on my way to becoming the proverbial "horrible fattie" and I'd really like to stop. I admit, a good amount of it is my own fault. After pulling an 8-5 at an engineering firm, I tend to generally just waste the rest of the evening vegging on 4chan or videogames.
I've weaned myself off of fast food and soft drinks for the last couple of months now, but that's as far as my diet discrimination goes. If you could help me I would be really, truly grateful. Thank you in advance.

Read these two articles

First one describes the basics about calories while other goes into nutrition and meals. These guys are crazy precise about every little requirement.

A question for everyone here, then:
What is your after-work routine? If you pull a 9-5, then when do you exercise? I personally feel so terribly lethargic after work, it's ridiculous.
