>>106738 i know Waterbury agrees about 4-5 day full body training being effective. and some olympic lifters will lift up to 3 times a day 6 days a week. and in my personal experience, i've made gains lifting 5 days a week as i said earlier. I did landscaping for the summer; string trimming/ hedge trimming 5-6 days a week 8-10 hours a day and got huge traps as a result. if essentially doing an upright row all day for 3-4 months with a 20-35lb piece of equipment isn't overtraining then i dunno what would be. If i see positive results, i'm not going to change what i'm doing. if i do this and only stall or stay the same, i'll make changes.
