Help me out, /fit/.

I'm eating healthy and reducing calorie intake in order to get rid of excess fat (not a fatfag, actually quite skinny - just fat in the wrong places) and I REALLY want to have a few cans of beer and maybe a bag of crisps, or potato chips as Americans call them.

Will it have that much of an impact?

I know. It sucks ass. My life is set to become so much more goddamn boring if I keep this up.

NO alcohol at all? Fucking hell!

Well, maybe no alcohol at all is a little extreme. Moderation is usually the key to stuff like this, just try to make your intake very infrequent.

Your problem is that you' think they're called 'crisps'. I'm American and I eat whatever I want and drink all the time and yet I'm 5'10" 148 with 3% body fat, and most of it is because I actually speak correctly and I'm not a worthless communist. Maybe you should immigrate.

eat a good amount of healthy food before you go out. you'll be full and wont have to worry about fast food. if you get depressed about not being able to eat snacks, just work out more. if you sit around a lot being bored, you'll just end up eating.

Alright dude thanks... but sometimes when I'm out all day it can often be hard (if not almost impossible) to find a place to eat that will sell healthy food (and even then, none of my friends will want to eat in there)

There's two things in the world that I love and that's good drink and good food... gonna be pretty hard for me to block out unhealthy food entirely.

Can you guys recommend any tasty healthy food?
