Not the OP here, but I've started exercising and eating healthy lately, and I've been getting confused. I'm a huge fat guy (315 as of an hour ago), but I've never really eaten that much. Just what I was eating was extremely, terribly unhealthy, and followed by half a dozen cans of Dr. Pepper. Followed by a day of sitting around.
So, anyway, now that I'm exercising every day and trying to eat healthy, I only eat about as much as what's in the OP's image here (but with more carbs--I work at a bakery). Much more than that and I just feel like I'm stuffing myself to the point that I'm eating when I'm not even hungry just to get more calories.
Aaand the calculator at http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie_calculator.htm is telling me my extreme weight loss calorie minimum is 2520.
So, what the hell? Should it really be necessary to just stuff myself when I'm not even hungry?
