Does /fit/ like their V8? I know, i know, liquid calories. Big Deal.

Does /fit/ justify drinking V8? Discuss.

vegetables are healthy for you.

Doesn't it say that you can only use liquid drinks to account for only 1 serving a day, regardless of how much extra you drink?

I'll have 1-2 servings a day. I drink much more water, of course.

Look, it's pure sugar. Don't let the "it counts a full serving of fruit and vegtables" line get you. According to who?! Does it have the fiber of fruit/vegtables? No. Does it have complex carbs? Not really. Seriously, look at the nutrition facts. 90% of carbs are from sugar. The only good thing is a few micronutrients thrown in to make it seem healthier.
No, this is exactly the kind of thing that makes Americans fat: Unhealthy, processed stuff marketed with a healthy label.
