How'd you gain 65 lbs in a month? Sucks man... drink water like CRAZY... Milk is good for protein but is also a considerable weight gainer... watch out... lean meats, no deli shit (high in salt).

Don't pay attention to that Atkins diet or any scheme bullshit... you want to lose weight in a healthy weight. Don't cut meals... just eat more smaller meals.

Breakfast - Bowl of cereal
Brunch - Fruit snack
Lunch - Grilled chicken breast salad
Late afternoon - Cupful of nuts/fruit snack
Dinner - Lean Meat/Carb

DON'T eat after 7 pm... gl

It's typical to gain a good number of pounds with any medication; that's part of why I no longer take antidepressants, and why I don't feel that birth control is helping the bad ovaries.

If it's necessary to stay on the medication, diet and exercise will help you steadily shed pounds (not sure how much time you need to lose 65); if not, the loss will be more significant once your doctor allows you to get off the medication.

If you're a certain Derek I know, you probably needed to gain the weight to be normal, anyhow.

Of course, since you're probably not, good luck to you.

9 people posted within 5 seconds of you creating this thread OP. Gratz as they say.

Also, you're full of shit. 2.5 years maybe, but not months.

I gained maybe 10 pounds in about a year of somewhat regular WoW playing. I don't see how people who play games could possibly live a more sedated lifestyle playing WoW. It'd not that different.

Because it's one or the other: Life or WoW.

Eventually, they just come together.
