ok, i started working out everday in the begining of last week and i went from 211 to 205. i do 3.50 (distance) on the bike for 15 min, and after that i do some upper and lower body then i go another mile or two. all in all i work out about an hour or more everyday and i eat twice a day and its usually either soup or a small portion of something. am i doing alright? if i keep this up or go beyond, how many pounds do you guys think ill loose in a matter of 4 months?

Most of that weight is probably due to shock of starting workouts, as well as water weight.

The only problem is that you only eat twice, and it sounds like it's not very much. Soon enough your body's metabolism will adjust making it much harder to burn fat.

If you fix your diet, and keep exercising, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to lose upwards of 30 lbs in four months, or about 2 lbs a week.

you won't lose six pounds per week forever. 100% guaranteed. i started working out five weeks ago and lost 3, then 5, then 3. now it's a steady 2ish. get used to it.

oh, and you need to take at least one day off per week to let your body repair itself. otherwise you'll just fuck your shit up.

Not very necessary for cardio or very low intensity weight training, but a day off will also allow you time to prepare and arrange everything for your new lifestyle. I'd also recommend at least 4-6 smaller portion meals throughout the day in order to maintain your metabolism.

3.5km or 3.5mi? You should be able to do over 6km/4mi in 15 minutes... I'm 208lb and can do over 7km/4.3mi in that time

As said above, you'll lose the most in the first instance - over 4 months maintaining current routine, expect to lose around 20lb unless you push your targets
