I wake at 3:30. I run for 5 miles around my block. When I return I do what ever weight training I'm scheduled myself for. Followed by hitting my punching bag for something like 30 minutes. I eat 2 breasts of boneless/skinless chicken, with a protein shake on the side. (Whey Protein) I go to work, for lunch I tuna. For diner I have myself some Beef with the fat trimmed off. With boiled Cowpeas (leafy tips) and Asparagus on the side. After dinner, I do some rowing, then I sleep until 3:30 again.
