Hey /fit/, what is the best way for a girl to lose as much weight as possible within 2 months?

I tend to drift around 170+- lbs and I'm 5'6". I don't eat junk food, I hate beef and pork, I play baseball everyday cuz I'm part of varsity, and I lift weights twice a week, yet my butt and thighs still bother me and I really want to trim down a few inches.
Any tips?

Pic kinda related. I wanna get to as close as that as possible.

If you want to lose FAT then increase cardio (30 min a day) and make sure you're eating breakfast, lunch, dinner AND snacks.
Keep lifting weights and make sure you get plenty of water throughout the day. Don't ask how much- just don't let yourself get thirsty.
This is exactly what I'm doing, and look at how much I dropped...

I cardio like mad and drink water as much as possible.

Always remember that 10 minutes of HIIT can replace 50 mins of regular cardio. So do that.

High interval. So when you jog, do 30 seconds of 'IM ABOUT TO GET RAPED' sprinting, followed by 30 seconds of jogging. Move one second over every day, until after 30 days you can keep up the full sprint.

I can full out sprint for 15 secs before im beat.

also, I can only jog for 10-20 mins before im dead. is this even worth it or should I do something like jump rope?

Sprinting even half a mile is probably a better workout and burns more calories. It's not joint pain that determines how good your workout is, it's how bone-tired you are.

sprint? maybe 1/8th or 1/12th (1/2 or 1/3rd a lap) before slowing to a jog.

Seeing the sights of the world as you meander by. Not the best for losing weight. They *do* help you maintain your good weight when you get it because it's better than sitting down and being lazy.
