Nah, won't provide scientifically valid results. There will be a participation bias and also the effects on the muscle of previous push-ups. The correct method for this would be an RCT. If your post number ends in 2 or less, listen to gangsta rap. If it ends in 3-6, listen to the radio. If it ends in 7-9, don't listen to music. Come back for a control test in 2 days.
