Hey /fit/I did Tae Kwon Do a few years ago and I just recently stopped with marching band so I'm all there with cardiovascular fitness and muscles. However, since I stopped marching last winter i've put on about an inch of fat on my abdomen. Is it a good idea to take energy boosting pills / drinks to loose weight (no intention of ODing on caffine, just gurana and stuff)? If not, what should I do?Male, 5'9'', 200lbstl;dr - how i get not fat?pic related: super fugly pic of my calf flexinginb4 get out my /fit/ troll

>>364258>loose weight>looseI ragedAlso, I though that this is bicep, not calf. Moar squats.
Tae Kwon Do is at best cardio/flexibility, marching band is a joke. I've done both, neither is exercise. You need to work on cardio and strength training to get into better shape, you fucking fat ignorant piece of shit.
>>364297Actually, if you were in a marching band for an actual branch of the military, then maybe I'll count it. Maybe... if it was in the Marines and you did basic training with them.
>>364297you probably went to garbage programs which make up 90%+ of them
>>364312Yeah, and I'm sure you did too, unless you studied in Korea for international competition.
