'Sup, /fit/. I've just been doing normal walking/jogging for cardio. I've gone from 290 to 240 so far (I'm 6'0, btw.) I think it's time to step it up a bit. Could someone give me a good example of an HIIT workout that wouldn't crush my knees? I don't feel any pain while jogging, but I don't know if I would while sprinting. I'm kind've afraid to try (I don't know if 240 is a decent enough weight to be running with.)All my money goes to college, rent, food, and general expenses.
