Sup /fit/, my friend was wondering what would happen if he didnt lift weights but still did things like pull-ups, sit-ups, push-ups everyday with alot of cardio.

Why don't you just say yourself. What's the point of saying your friend really.
Your answer is "your friend" would put on very little muscle mass and that's -if- he ate a very good diet.
