Hey /fit/, last night I went out to dinner at a very classy steak house, got a 12 oz. ribeye with a blue cheese crust, potatoes au gratin, sauteed spinach, and finished it off with a warm apple tart with vanilla ice cream. Best dinner I've had in a long ass time, and thanks to /fit/ I was able to enjoy it and not feel like a fat fuck because now I'm exercising daily, actually hitting the gym fridays, saturdays and sundays for weights and squatz, and feel better all around. So spanks dudes.

Unfortunately my friend, my current school schedule is so crammed with work that the only real free time I have to get a good workout in are those three days. But, like I said, I have a nexercise routine that I take part in right after waking up and right before I go to bed. Haven't faltered in months.

Funny thing, I ate that exact meal (with onion rings instead of sauteed spinach and the desert) and hadn't gained a pound the next morning.
