Suf /fit/?When ever I do my lifting (or any real physical work) I get really sore and tired (to the point of wanting to throw up with HIIT) but I STILL don't drop a single bead of sweat.Am I not worknig hard enough? I mena I lift my max everytime I step in, but still no sweating.pic is VERY unrelated.
I wish I had your problem. I sweat all the time.
If you're not sweating, you're probably dehydrated. Drink less soda, more water.
