/fit/, I need to change my lifestyle. I am completely and utterly out of shape and I really need a basic workout routine that I can do at home without any equipment that will get me into shape. Also, how long will said routine take?I also need some dietary advice. I already drink nothing but fucktons of water, but what should I stay away from as far as food?I am being sincere, please help me, /fit/.Pic unrelated (maybe related, might be what some people are like).
Don't drink soda, get sugar from fruits and such. Do a beginners 5x5 program and get your protein equivalent to your bodyweight in grams. Keep drinking water (a gallon a day or so).
