Hernia Question Anonymous
Okay, so I'm terrified that I might have caused/worsened a hernia. I started CrossFit just two weeks ago and those goddamned burpees and pushups at intensity hurt like hell. I kept hurting, and kept working, and now I am basically unable to do a single push-up thanks to this splitting pain in my low gut every time I try.

Now, I have belly flab, so I can't just "feel for a bulge", and I wouldn't know what I was feeling for. But /fit/, help me out. What CrossFit style intense workouts (core to extremity) can I pursue for a week or so to give my gut time to heal while still staying on strength build/fat burn track?

... presuming this isn't a hernia. In which case I'm fucked, but I want time to determine if it's just gut/ab strain or if it is a hernia.
