itt, what you ate today.

breakfast:
Kashi Oatmeal
Kashi GOLEAN waffles (two of them, with sugar free syrup)

snack:
100 calorie pack of pop corn

lunch:
Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich (320 calories). Also got fries because my mom wanted a few, but she decided not to eat them. when I went running about an hour later for my daily exercise, I stopped by the park and fed the geese the fries.

dinner:
cup of rice with a stew on it (contains stew beef, celery, and some other herbs)

lessee, this morning I was eating some pizza that was left over from the night before (2 or 3 slices, cheese, from little caesars), and some ice cream cake. later i had 2 clif bars.

post-workout: whey protein shake and a vector bar

supper: delicious nacho chickenz (chicken covered in cheese,salsa, and potatoe slices)

I slept through breakfast, then I showered and got ready and shittt.
then when I got home around..1:00 ish, I ate some beef Jerky. :K
Then I had peanut buter and milk, since I didn't know what to eat. Then I had a piece of chocolate. then I had Lasagna for dinner with two pieces of bread. Wooo.
...totally healthy.

I feel like I've eaten a lot today, but I'd basically been eating >500 calories a day the previous four days.
