i am 5'8" 145lbs. im too lazy and poor to eat a shit ton of quality food 6 times a day. im a hard gainer. any tips on weight gainers, supplements, habits, etc? since i dont eat as much as i am supposed to should i wait longer between exercising muscle groups, like work out only once or twice a week?

Your pretty much SOL then. The only way to get big is to eat a surpluss of more calories then you burn. Even with anobolic steroids, your still gona need high calorie and protein to help build up muscles.
