as far as depression goes, from my understanding the more active you become, the more endorphins will pump through your system, so just do the workout for now to get back in shape, without getting in the ring being your goal. when you're back in shape, see how you feel, if you wanna go back, do it, if you don't feel comfortable, you'll hopefully be looking and feeling better to some extent, and you can go get some pussy. it's a win/win situation!
