Hi /fit/. need some good fitness advice. I have always been a small, skinny guy. I'm currently 67kg (~145pd) and im 5'6". I want some tips for getting a larger upper body.

I have always been decent fitness level, playing Aussie rules (yes, im an ausfag) all my life, so im no slouch. I have just never been physically large in the upper body, but for some reason i got these huge , tank legs, so i look outta proportion. im 18 at the moment and im not into the whole gym-scene. so, any tips for what i should be doing for home work outs? in terms of equipment, all i got is your standards weights stuff.
any advice on what i should be eating? i currently have a shocking diet, mainly fast food and piss, but never seem to put on any fat.
so please, any help or tips you can give would be appreciated?

At 145 you do not have huge tank legs, if you don't want to go to the gym and don't tell us what equipment you have at home, then too bad, no pro-tips.

Start eating healthily, join a gym, and get a personal trainer. /fit/ cannot be arsed telling you what to do every step of the way. Stupid hipster fag.
