Currently, it's "down" to 40-44lbs for 3 sets of 10. In the olden days, I used to do around 30lbs and like 100 for each arm. 20, 20, 20, 20, 20. Then people started ragging on me for "doing it wrong", and I did heavier.
Prefered doing a buttload rather than a few ultraheavy, but it's at least had _visual_ results.
