Unless you drink a lot of water to balance it out, energy drinks can lead to dehydration. Also, many other horrible sounding things over time if you drink them as though they're water.
Seizures, respiratory alkosis, extreme dehydration, etc, etc, have all be linked with caffeine in some form at some time.
but honestly, as long as you're drinking water and not one of the fucks that guzzles the things in fie seconds, you're fine.
