What does /fit/ think about this and freerunning? Do any of you do it and can you give a potential newbie some tips or advice?

Take it slow or you're guaranteed to have arthritis when you're older.

Also, Parkour =/= freerunning. Parkour has emphasis on efficiency of movement while freerunning includes acrobatics like wall flips etc. Don't try any of that shit unless you have a background in gymnastics.

I fucking hat parkour, just like I hate all goddamn skaters.
It's a nuisance for everyone around and a danger to those who "practice" it.
Burn in hell skaterfags and frenchfags.

advice depends heavily on prior physical activity, if it is poor than establishing a solid strength base would be priority number one. If you have some general strength then you might be able to start with some light movement. Advice on that would depend on whether you want to train fr or parkour. TLDR: more info from you=more advice from me.

Intimidated by it, though its something I would need balls for, same thing goes with firespinning.
