Hello, /fit/.I'm 5'10 190 lbs. I've been doing my best to watch my diet for the past month or so. I've cut out all soda. I'll occasionally drink some sweet tea with dinner, but with everything else I drink water. I eat egg whites or oatmeal for breakfast, normally oatmeal or something for lunch and various dinners. I eat three meals a day, though I'd like to make it 4-5. I like trying to eat healthy, though I hardly find enough food for a week. I like variety, and eating the same thing day in and day out makes me lose interest.I can't think of anything much to eat for dinners, much less food to seperate into 4-5 meals. The past week I've been doing HIIT. I'll do a 5-10 minute jog warming up then do 15/15 intervals of sprinting and a jog, fast walk, depending on the tiredness. I repeat this until I feel nausea coming, then walk for another ten minutes so I don't feel like complete shit. This exercise completely demolishes me all day. I've done it three days in a row and I can hardly move.Should I seperate the HIIT exercises with walking? Monday HIIT, Tuesday walk, Wednesday HIIT, etc. I'd like to do HIIT daily but fuck, my legs feel massacred. I also have a swimming pool available, would walking be better or swimming? Or trading off the two, whatever.tl;drcan't think of enough meals to keep motivation, HIIT kicking my ass to the point I can't exercise anymore. Need something to do in between days of HIIT because I can't take more than two days of it in a row.
You can never eat enough oatmeal. Eat it six times a day for the rest of your life, nothing else.
