/fit/,

I have recently taken up boxing. I'm doing it for at least 2 hours a week with a trainer. The main reason that im doing this is to make me /fit/. However i have found that my legs are not strong enough. During the warm-up skipping my legs get so sore. This is probably due to the fact that i weigh 90kgs. I was wondering if you could tell me a good way to build up my leg muscles. Preferably a short exercise that i could perform daily.

Thanks ;)

If you have the time and the space, biking can do the trick. I bike twelve miles almost every day and my leg muscles are MASSIVE. Basically, just 60 minutes a day on a bike around your neighborhood or an area with hills.

Haha, I can't stand drivers when I bike.

Stick to bike lanes and obey traffic lights. You're a tiny car. If there is no bike lane, use the sidewalk, but give way to pedestrians. At driveways, make sure you check if anyone's pulling out before speeding through it.

Bike etiquette 101. :D

A road bike is just that: designed for the road.
You can't drive on the sidewalk safely.
Shit sucks if you bump with 25 miles into someone/something.
