Eh, how often do you take a shit? I usually take like 2 a week, sometimes up to 5, depending. But today I took 2 shits between 8 hours. Does this matter at all for trainin, I'm guessing it's related to metabolism?

Same. I get more than the necessary amount of fiber, but I just take MASSIVE shits, once a week. It's not constipation, I've taken mineral oil and that's caused diarrhea. Usually I lose about 3-5 pounds after I take a shit, which is usually after my long distance runs on Sat.
