SQUAT THREAD GO!

I've been doing a lot of high-weight/low-rep strength stuff and recently have incorporated 5x5 front squats into my routine.

been taking about 25 fish oil caps a day - but it's low quality stuff.

my knees still start to get pretty sore during front squats in particular.

i'm using squats at the moment at 80% max for 5x2. as an accessory to a multi-joint primary lift. bout a minute between sets.
