Bulking is a calorie surplus, creating an optimal muscle building zone.
Cutting is creating a calorie deficit, creating a (if you're doing it right) fat burning zone.
We can't tell you what your daily meal should look like, since we don't know who the fuck you are. You on a bulking phase may need to intake less food than a bodybuilder would need on a cutting phase.
No, you cannot do them both. No, you don't have to do them to gain progression. Yes, doing so will rapidly increase progression. I was able to reach my brothers level of strength in two years with proper nutritional and lifting techniques, after he had been fucking around and lifting for roughly twelve years.
>not bulking to get xbawks hueg just add more size?
Size comes from bulking. You do not suddenly wake up covered head to toe in muscle, it is ridiculously gradual. If you want to reach a goal as quickly as possible, approach it with an xbawks hueg mindset.
