OP has a broken nail and a broken blood vessel under the nail. Should be cleaned and disinfected. Watch for signs of infection, which include pain, throbbing, swelling, and redness stretching away from the area.
99% chance you just need some time. If the pain is still there in 24-48 hours, see a doctor.
