What does /fit/ think of Mongolie Grill and other such stir-fry places?
I tend to love them because I can choose my own portions and thus the price and the fact I get as much veggies/meat I want. It is all fresh when it is made, but I am wondering if the sauces and the frying counter-balance whatever goodness there is.

Also, I love the green onion cakes.

I'm also wondering if the oils and sauces even out the healthyness. I just had some on Sunday.

I usually load with bean sprouts, onions, brocoli, bok choy, bell peppers, and those thin beef slices. I try to go easy on the noodles though.
