Hi, /fit/! I have been working out for approx. 1,5 years, actively with proper eating etc for about half a year. I'm currently 57 kg (125 pounds for you non-metrics) and approx 165 cm tall (5feet 5 inches-ish) 17 years old. Until now I've pretty much been doing 6-10 reps on appriopriate weights. I wish to become stronger, don't care too much about muscle mass. My questions are:Is doing 5x5 more effective than 6-10x3 for people with low muscle mass to gain strength? I've mostly heard it's for "novices".I have VERY little fat in my body, could this negatively influence my training? Sometimes I don't eat before I go to school, do you think this influences my progress? I eat before and after workouts.Picture quite unrelated
The answer is simply squatz my good man, squatz.
yes dumbass, not eating is killing your gains. You need to eat more protein. A lot more protein.>100gs of protein a day.Do that and watch as you magically start building more muscle.
just fucking bulk, meaning you eat shitloads. It's the best phase of lifting. Bulk then cut. It's easier than watching what you eat while trying to gain muscle.also reported, gtfo fag
