Hey /fit/something is seriously fucked up with my apititei've been cutting for half a year and now I want to start a bulk (first time), and I want to have it as clean as possible.Problem is that I'm having some serious apitite issues trying to absorb those 2500 - 3000 cals.Protein intake isnt really the broblem, I'm eating lots of chicken, eggs, tuna etc you name it.I'm just haveing some problems getting the required intake on cals.What can I eat thats both 'clean' and has a high cal density ?Any other tricks to reignite my apitite ?
You just gotta tough it out man.Even if you're gonna gag, just get it down, be strong.
I guess I can't cheat using stuff like mayo or ketchup ? :(
