how do i get that nice little baseball on my biceps?

my biceps are always huge, but they look more long and flat than baseball-like. would concentration curls hurt or help the shaping of a baseball? what else could help me form that muscle?

Genetics. Keep growing your biceps and see what happens.

Unlike the notoriously balding fellow in the picture you've posted, my friend, it's uncommon for drug-free people like us to have arms like that.

Given that your biceps are large, visualisation (and in this case you already know what you want!) during workouts or even while idle will go a way towards making your muscles grow to be the shape that you desire :)

Perfect form and focusing on right muscles

When you are doing curls or whatever don't go so heavy that you have to move you whole body just to help get it up.
Also when you're pulling the dumbbells up squeeze the biceps for 3 seconds MORE after you are at the very top.
Same technique goes with benchpress in order to get a nice separation in the middle. you squeeze for a few extra seconds when you're at the top
