Hey /fit/,Do these things actually help you build forearm muscles? If so how much do you have to use them?
I use those to improve my grip for fencing. They seem to be doing the job pretty well.
just statically hold heavy weights if you're in th egym for like 10-20 secs. it has the same effect.

Meh. Just don't use straps when you deadlift or do pullups (use chalk instead). That and turn your wrist up when you do any bicep exercise. I have never done any specific forearm exercise and my grip is pretty strong.
heavy deadlifts are the best way to build your grip strentgh.
