sup mis/fit/s,I just bought a pound of ISO-LEAN 100% whey protein powder from my local drug shop.Chocolate Banana Split flavor (Fattie-Friendly, I know)And tried it for the first time. It actually tastes pretty good, and now a feel all proteinee.My question is: Should I take a scoop before gym, after, or both?Thanks.

It's more important afterwards. I think a lot of people eat before the gym and get some carbs on their stomach for a little extra energy, and protein after to rebuild. Personally, I usually have a shake after and then one before bed.
That's a nice picture, but you can tell the artist can't draw hands well by the fact that they are badly omitted.
If you work out first thing in the morning like me, I would recommend a scoop before going to the gym. Your body takes up the liquid protein much faster then something like baked eggs, and fast protein intake is what you want if you go to the gym directy after downing your little meal.Ofc you need to take a bigger breakfast as soon as you get home from the gym.
Have some before, during, afterwards, whenever.I like to mix mine with some ice tea powder, to get some carbs as I lift.
You can have it before, during OR after. Before for energy, during to provide muscle with protein, or after to help recovery. Most important is right after, so stick with that i'd say.
after is more important, but if you find your energy levels getting low through your workout, try before as well. also a handful of raisins.
