Hey /fit/ im pretty scrawny. Anyways i feel sick after weight lifting days only. Cardio days are fine but weight lifting has been making me feel really sick about 40 minutes into my workout. I usually eat 1 cup of oatmeal with blue berries, 2-3 eggs and half of a grape fruit one hour befor lifting. i sip water during the workout so i dont think its lack of eating or drinking, Any advice?

op here. i spoke to a nutritionist and he said that i should be eating whole eggs, not just the whites. because i want to increase caloric intake
try eating a banana then after your workout drink sum PROTEINZ SHAKE
i usually feel better after eating yes. but currently, the feeling is so shitty i have to stop my whole work out early. it fucking sucks. and i dont have access to PREOTINE SHAEKZ at the gym.
