I just lifted some shit in the gym and came back home and my arms have been shaking for the past 2 hours and won't stop. This has never happened before I'm kinda scared. Is this going to pass away on its own?
Pic is awesome but unrelated.

could be a lack of electrolytes as well.
magnesium, calcium, potassium, etc.
I avoid shaky muscles (especially at night) and cramps by taking a mag/calcium supplement and eating bananas.

well what i have heard is that when you are lifting weights, especially in younger people, your muscles will shake.this happens because when you are weight lifting it is basically teaching your muscles how to "fire properly" so its no big deal eat some protein to refuel nom nom :D

i'm sort of similar to the OP, except that its not my hands, but just random muscles will suddenly just fire up and twitch like a motherfucker for 2-3 seconds and then stop. i have no idea why, though it is invariably the muscles that i work out. is this the same thing as OP or am i in need of a doctor's appointment?
