So you actually want to gain muscle mass right? First off, you don't need to eat so much volume wise, eat more calories. Keep track of how much you are burning when you exercise and how much you are taking in. You should always be taking in *more* than you turn. If you really want to gain mass, you need constant intake of protein and you need to work out until your muscles literally fail. That is what promotes growth best.
It takes a lot of time to build muscle, years. Be patient though, and enjoy increased energy and health as you work out. If you get a bit of a belly, cut back for a while and focus on cardio to lose it, and then go back to building mass again.
