i do like.. 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of weights.

i eat like.. 2 average sized(i know i said small >_>) meals a day. usually japanese food like sushi or some kind of teriyaki fish. its usually in the after noon after 6-ish before i go to the gym. i dont starve myself either, dont get me wrong.

Eat 6 small meals a day that are protein and good fats based, dont cut carbs completely but dont go overboard on them. By the sounds of things you probably dont even hit 1000 calories a day.

Also sounds like you halfass it at the gym, start HIIT if you have been doing Cardio for a month and if you arent XBOX HEUG.

Actually sushi is expensive in Japan as well, unless you eat shit quality sushi. Same as North America, except it can get even more expensive (but you get much fresher fish).
