I have trouble doing even 20 squats without weights, or jogging for more than a minute. I'm severely skinnyfat.

Where the hell do I even begin? I've been trying all sorts for days and I'm not really getting anywhere. I'm motivated as fuck to get going and I won't quit until I see some results. My body seems to disagree though.

You start by doing 20 squats without weights, or jogging for more than a minute. Don't expect to train for three days and then, oh snap, be able to run a 5k in 16 minutes.

Just do the stuff as long as you can. You will improve. It'll take some time though. Ask again in a month.

Trouble with 20 BW squats? Get up tomorrow in the morning.

do 12*10 BW squats today, rest for a day, then try to do 10*12, rest, then 8*15, rest, 7*20, rest, 6*30, rest, 5*40, rest, 5*50, 5*60, 2day rest. Then try count your maximum. If you did it correctly, you should be capable of doing 100 BW squats without too much effort.
