sup fit.i've been trying to develop my triceps by doing overheads, pushups, presses; all the regular exercises. all weighted in accordance of doing ~10 reps.but as far as i can tell, i'm putting on no significant mass, just getting a more prominent lateral head.am i doing something wrong?what am i doing wrong?
More weight,try getting maybe 120% of your 1rm on a skull crusher,only do the negative part,push it down to your chest and bench press it and repeat
