Hey /fit/, I've been doing pretty consistent cardio and such for a couple of months now. I've lost about 13 lbs which I'm pretty happy about, but one thing I've noticed that bugs me is my stomach. The fat doesn't seem to be reduced anywhere near much as everywhere else. On top of that, when I do abdominal exercises, it seems like all the muscle I'm building is still being covered by that layer of fat (despite the fact that I'm supplementing it with HIIT and such).

What does /fit/ recommend? In b4 spot reduction/squatz

You just need to keep working out.

The first place you gain fat will also be the last place you lose it. For guys this is their abdomen and their dreaded "love handles". For women this is usually their ass and thighs.

TLDR; You have more work to do.
