I've got a little experience...I do squats and deadlifts (granted, with free weights) but I know a little bit of how to do them. I wouldn't say I have perfect form, but I don't think I need to start out with the barbell. I read that on the Stronglift site, so I know that's where you got it from.
I still want to try out 5x5 just to get a change from my old routine. What are the exercises again...?
Deadlifts Squats Pull up (till failure) Bench Press Overhead press
I don't think that was the exact routine...cause I think there was a split, but I don't really care to do the push-ups (can do them at home if I wanted) or the crunches (also can be done at home, I do Ab-Ripper X anyway) and I haven't seen the bridges done yet. ( I assume it is like the neck bridge?)
