hi all, i'm currently doing a 4 day a week workout routine
monday-weights teusday-rest wednesday weights thurdsay-rest etc

and i'm taking maximuscle cyclone (mainly high protein and creatine content)

i am a cheap ass student who can barely afford more but i was wondering instead of taking 2 shakes a day as recommended i'm taking 1 every morning and one after i work out.

My question is, would you advise taking 2 shakes of the rest days or on the workout days? or am i totally wrong in doing this and should just take 2 every day? (and get a job)

i wouldn't bother taking it at all on non-lifting days. since you've got protein and creatine mixed that makes it a tough call as to when to drink it, i usually do creatine about an hour before and protein as soon after as possible. i guess you'd probably be better off just doing it right after. honestly, you could probably get by just fine drinking just 1 shake after lifting

should probably add that your diet on rest days factors in too.. if you're really hurting for protein on rest days then do one on off days also
