You mean you want to gain some muscle, and that's easy start eating 6 small meals a day that equal anything from 2,000 - 2,600 calories, and exercise doing 1 or 2 muscle groups a day. (you see muscle doesn't grow when you're working out but on the rest period). Also be sure to have some cardio 2 - 3 times a week.
