need some help gaining weight Anonymous

first of all, thank you for your help. i've lost a significant amount of weight thanks to the helpful anons that post in this thread. i've gone down from 150 to 130 lbs - i'm male and i'm 5'8" because of HIIT, a better diet (not the best), and some ab workouts.

it's been great: i don't have any remnants of a stomach right now, i have built abs, and i'm pretty toned. the problem is, i look a lot thinner because i stopped eating fastfood and i lost a significant amount of fat simply because i changed my diet and exercised religiously.

i want to increase my poundage to perhaps 135 or 140, but i don't know how to do it properly or safely. i can't stop exercising because it's gone to the point of entertaining me heavily, but i've lessened it to one to three times a week since my five-day-a-week workouts.

i'd appreciate your help and i hope for intelligent suggestions.

Keep up your good diet. Increase calories, take up heavy lifting (strongliftsc.com 5x5).
