Hey /fit/ for purely informational purposes, would you lose more fat with vigorous exercise and starvation or vigorous exercise and a diet of some sort.

vigorous exercise/diet - lose weight at a healthy rate,not as fast as starvation

Harder to stay in shape once you get there, and exercise is made much harder if you don't eat properly.

losing weight is BAD
losing bodyfat is GOOD

intense exercise and starvation eat muscle before fat, once you've reached minimum muscle for daily function, the fat goes.
