hey /fit/, I started cardio and power training a month ago, and just recently, my metabolism is going out of control. All I wanna do is eat, I could be finished eating a fair sized meal, then 20 minutes later, I wanna eat again. What's going on? I'm 5'11, 150 pounds, and 9% body fat.

You answered your own question. You started using more calories and you're thin to begin with with a high metabolism. You simply require the calories and your body will tell you to eat until you get enough. Eat the right stuff and you will hopefully be less hungry. So go eat meat and a lot of complex carbs.
