Okay /fit/, I tried jogging today for the first time. And I want to know if I'm doing it right.So I started around 6:30 PM and jogged at a steady pace down the hill I live on (It's steeeep) ran around the hill base and then back up the hill. And I was exhausted, like barely able to breath exhausted.So I take a quick break, grab some water and walk around my hill, walk down the hill, and then jog back up it.Now I'm here writing my jogging experiences to /fit/Any comments? Advice? etc..
