Hi /fit/. I have 2 weeks pure freetime. I want to do some real muscle building and toning in my abs and arms that will actually show after the 2 weeks! I know thats asking for a lot but any opinions & tips would be great.

I have about 180 pounds of weights at my disposal. A bench, and a lat pull-down thing. Any certain workout combination of weight lifting and push ups/sit ups you think could work would be appreciated :3

BTW, pic is the only one I have on this laptop. I'm in shape and have a mild 2-pack ab thing going on, I just want more. Thanks /fit/
