OH press 3x5
3x5 bent over rows or power cleans

week 1: Monday- A Tuesday- Off Wed- B Thurs- Off Fri- A
week 2: do the same but B-A-B
obviously choose whatever days you want aslong as it is workout-off-workout-off-workout
