On Monday, I had a Spicy Chicken Sandwich from Wendys (440 calories), and a small chocolate sundae from Dairy Queen (280 calories). Great stuff...

breakfast was 2 servings green split peas, 1 serving *brown* rice, an org egg, two org bananas, cup of rosehips tea. so 6 servings total for breakfast.

1 hour to make, 1 hour to eat slowly (better absorption, etc.) while browsing online. now to rule the wlord.

McDonalds everything. Then a buffet of desserts. I don't think I'd snub it on a last day. Dominos pizza. Some aspirin or whatever drugs to take care of the headaches or other shit I'll get. Maybe a colon hydrotherapy or at least a diuretic (coffee) so I can do it all again as soon as possible. If I could just prolong that to my last day...
