I've started doing push ups. I keep going until my arms die. Then I rest and do it 2 more times.

So like 3 sets I guess.

If I do this everynight before bed, will my arms get abit more toned? Bit of bulk to them they are very skinny.

To what extent and how long will it take roughly?

See, this is what I hate about fit. I can respect that you've started doing something but everyone asks for specifics for THEM. Shit, niggah I don't know you.

You will more than likely get a small amount of muscle out of that process if you haven't been consistently doing it. To enhance the effect get a scoop of whey protein aftewards. The longer you do something the less your muscles will respond to it in the form of hypertrophy (muscle growth). Go find a fitness website to explain this 101 shit.
