I'm your height and ideal weight, and am looking to drop about another 15 pounds and gain some muscle. Never been to that site, been using FitDay, and I walk at a brisk pace between 2-10 miles back and forth from work and do some calisthenics in the morning/evening. I swim and run with my flatmate on occasion and the counter says I eat about 1800 calories a day.
I'm thinking about getting a gym membership and starting Stronglifts 5x5, but for now that's my routine, and it's been working well.
