question is.
do i need to add ab mass exercises to my routine?
-i never ever just do abs, or biceps
-im at a low body fat (ish) to where i have the big two or four and i have veins showing at the bottom of my abdominals (see american psycho) but only the top are prominent.

more diet? add mass extersises? what are the best ones? (im currently a poorfag so im at home...no weights)
