I have a big ass.
I sit 6 hours a day when attending lectures.
I can't stand up during lectures.
My ass hurts when I can finally GTFO.
I do 20km a day on a room-bike thing - burning up around 600 calories a day - according to the machine.
Been doing this for half a year now.
My ass is still fat - fatty. I can fucking grab it, and pull it like a blanket!
How do I become an hero?

Yeah, like>>53629said... squats, deadlifts... and since you can't stand up cuz you sit down so much, I'd espeically suggest doing some bridges to not only help out the bunz, but the lower back as well. Becareful, though, cuz after you lose the fat, you miiiiiight start to gain extra muscle and still end up with a big ass (of steel instead of blubber, tho).... or you could just find a dood that likes big, fat, juicy asses. Big asses are still in, ya know.
