Quick question: What should I eat in the afternoon?

This is what I eat everyday:
Breakfast: Oats made with water. Glass of Orange Juice.
11 AM: Half a cucumber. Carrots. Apple. Rice Cakes. Cereal Bar.
1.30PM: Turkey and salad sandwich.
5PM: ???
8PM: Packet of chicken breast.

I'm trying to lose weight. I eat those things plain. Nothing on the oats, no butter/mayo etc on the sandwich. Nothing on the chicken. I don't mind plain stuff, as long as it's good for me.

Each meal averages to around 350 kcals I think.

I exercise between the 5PM meal and the 8PM meal. I really don't know what to eat at 5PM. I was thinking these noodles or something. Am I right in thinking I will then just exercise off the carbs I gain from the noodles, and not the fat on my body?
