Need some practical advice guys.I'm a college student, about 5' 9 and 160 lbs. I want to start exercising again to lose my beer belly (caused from eating all this shitty college food, as I never drink to be honest). Any advice on how I can keep myself motivated, as that's the one part of my workout I always fail at. I'll go about a week doing the routine, and then taper off. Any practical solutions to keep my ass in gear?
