I used to be VERY lazy about the gym and put off going to it, even though I knew I would feel great once I went. Don't think about just merely "going to the gym" like it's a chore, but think of it like a necessity. Remind yourself how fun it is and make sure you have enough incentives. Look at yourself in the mirror and think "I NEED to go" or something like that.
