I do 50 pushups every night and every morning, swim 500 meters breaststroke, and 500 meters butterfly and I have still no protruding chest muscles - Although I have gotten a better shape like a pec but I can feel very little muscle under what is either really soft muscle or fat.

Suggestions for a stronger chest?

Tarzan similar to my chest but mine is a little bit rounder.

I hate to break it to you, but that's about a tenth of what you're going to have to do if you want quality pecs.

need a variety of pushups and more of them(diamond hands, wide grip, feet up).

you also need to do squatz to promote muscle growth

People still do normal pushups? God...get to fuckin benchpressing and get some weight. Pushups are a cardiovascular activity unless suspended or severely weighted.

muscle is supposed to be soft when relaxed. you should be able to squished down to the bone. when contracted, let's say a tigers muscle, that feels as hard as a brick ( a tiger trainer's words ). now on the other hand, if it's so tense you can't relax, and you need to stretch that fucker out or something.
