Hey /fit/. I live in a seriously dangerous city (Tijuana) and I love to run but lately I haven't been able to do it because of all sorts of terrible shit. Gym isn't an option because of price, what do you recommend I do at home that would be comparable in Cardio to running and decent enough to build a decent amount of muscle.Pic Related it's a book i was using. I found it useful but limiting.
