So /fit/ I finally grew the balls enough to take a picture of my back.
I suffer from pretty bad back acne, (as shown in the picture)
I'm currently using Natures Cure, and Neutrogena Body Wash.
Is there anything else I can do?
inb4 wash your back, stop sleeping on bacon.

Thanks.

Thanks for a serious answer.
Would getting a lot of fruit into my diet also help?

This man speaks the truth, I had acne all over my face and once I cut out things like fizzy drinks, chocolate and crisps it just faded over the space of a month.

Not even going to lie right now, that really helped my self-esteem right there.
Thanks.
I usually don't like taking off my shirt cause of that shit, (swimming, water parks, BEACH)
It's horrible.

i try to keep my hair as clean as possible and i wash my hair before i wash my body

also i heard that lining the inside of the collar of your shirt with chalk helps prevent it
not terribly sure how accurate that is though

Fruit of course, is healthy, but fats are more where it's at as far as your skin is concerned.

Remember! Good fats... EVOO is one, avocado is another... just make sure you're getting enough and not doing that 10% shit. More like 20 or 30, but for me, it's much higher, since I'm fairly low carb (50 grams).

Personaly I espouse low carb as being the best in terms of health, but do whatever makes you feel good. If you feel astounding on 200g of carbs, go for it. If you feel like shit on it, try something new.

Before anything, I wash my hair thoroughly, then I grab l face cloth, and put a medium amount of neutrogena body wash on it, and try to get my entire back, I usually do it 2-3 times, (even though it probably doesn't help) but yeah, then I turn the shower from hot to cold, (closing pores, don't know if that helps either, but yeah)

Oh well, guess no more responses.
Thanks for the serious answers /fit/.
Better then what /b/ supplied me.
Might try again later in the day.

Stop using that bodywash bullshit and get a gentle glycerin soap.

Go to the doctor and get pills (a weak antibiotic I think)

Go to your doctor, get some tablets for it. My mate did the same, he had to give up driking for a while but it was worth it.

Start by taking some Turmeric Circumin (easy to find in a supplement store, it's basically a benign spice you can get in Indian cuisine frequently that helps get toxins out of your blood and staph bacteria can't handle it very well) start with 2 pills/1000mg a day and up it if needed it'll start to dry up the backne and face acne too fairly quickly. Be aware that it causes constipation so take fiber of some kind with it too.

Also get something other than Neutrogena which I swear to god will dry your whole skin and make it worse. Try something less harsh with Menthol or Tea Tree Oil, Nivea comes to mind. Get a sea sponge or one of those nylon things they clean better than a cloth but don't scrub too hard as it will do more harm than good overscrubbing can cause acne keep that in mind. Also you could buy some Tea Tree Oil and add some of it to any body wash and it will work great too, has a distinct mediciney smell but works better than the acids used in the Neutrogina stuff and also it works to stop dandruff as well if added to shampoo.

it is tetracyclene, and it is anything but weak. Lots of side-effects/adverse effects, quite powerful in terms of "strength". But, worth it to some, and perhaps to OP.

However, OP if you are that worried, do go to a dermatologist.

From what I see on that pic, you are far from the worst case I have seen (I am an RN)
