LISS Anonymous
Hay /fit/, sup.

Alright so I'm heading to the gym in a half hour and I'm changing my routine over from HIIT to LISS. My question is, if I start off with say 45 minutes of steady state at 85% heartrate for my weight/height/age, how should I increase the time as I exercise more (i.e. I want to increase in some manner weekly).

This is mostly because I've heard that if you don't increase or vary your body gets used to it and just stores fat/energy for the exercise.

With HIIT, I just increased by one sprint/slow session weekly, but with this I don't really know. 5 minutes, 10 minutes? And how long until it becomes unreasonable to do? Like 2 hours of cardio and increasing will be negligible?

Finally, should I do it daily, every other day, or what?

Thanks

after the first hour or so I'd work on intensity if I was you,but I've never enjoyed LISS except when I was running through a field with some hills so disregard this I suck HIIT cocks
