I have a twitching knee. Occasionally, my thigh twitches. It is only in my right leg, slightly left from center.

I have also had slightly slurred speech since 10th grade. I always wrote it off as being the result of my year of silence (yes, srsly) before then. Now, I'm not so sure.

I think I may have ALS. However, my leg doesn't feel weak at all. Is there anything else this could mean? The two symptoms don't necessarily have anything to do with each other.

I am 19, and slightly overweight. I am a female who has done ballet from ages 3-18. My lower body has always been my strongest area, so I don't understand what's going on with me. I do 50- 100 squats every other day, and 200 plies on the off days, and worked up to this rate over the course of 3 months. I don't think my legs are tired, I rest them on weekends. I do light walking everyday.

Help, please?

I was like 14, and my first lesbian love royally fucked me over in a couple of ways.

Also, I was depressed and no longer on meds.

Try taking a magnesium / calcium supplement.
I sometimes get muscle twitching cause of magnesium deficit.

No thanks.

Also, lrn2sage.

I heard that both Potassium and/or Calcium deficiencies can cause this, so I will definitely be trying to get more of those in my diet.

While in the topic of twitching limbs. Guys does any of your legs twitch automatically when you tilt them up on the ground like wearing an invisible high heel?
