Hello /fit/.

Ive been doing stronglifts 5x5 for a while now, and ive been increasing my squats weight by 5 lbs each workout, but Ive noticed that my form is starting to get a little sloppy and that I sometimes barely even hit parallel. What should I do? Should I try a soft deload or should I just keep at it and hope it straightens itself out? Or something else altogether? Thanks.

In return, squats.

I ran into this problem and instead of taking off weight, I just paused at that weight until I got my form down right, then I moved on. Going backwards is going to fuck you up mentally. Just be careful and observant.
