controversy?????
100% of educated people think this is likely a 'good idea' to 'somewhat attain' the RDAs/IUs as set forth by the WHO/FDA, what have you.
whether you do it by real food (best) or vitamin (better than NOT getting them at all). whatever.
its the ability to OVERDO them that gets the medical community 'excitable'. example. the AST vitamins combined w/'fortified' protein drinks (3x day) + fortified foods, etc.
