Hi, /fit/...I hurt my back on Monday doing deadlifts... I've had back problems for like 7 years now (I'm 29), and my hip was a little tweaked, leading to bad form, and a really tweaked back.Even though I could hardly walk on Wed., I still made it to the gym for SQUATZ (I'm doing Rippetoe).. Chiropractor today... he told me to take it easy. Anyway, I think he fixed me up pretty good, or maybe it was the 22 year old guy DLing 495 for reps right next to me, the SQUATZ I was doing (PR, of course, since Rippetoe...) felt like nothing at all.Just wanted to share.Pic not really related.Oh yeah, every other time my back's gone out, it's taken me like a week to recover. I think the difference this time is SQUATZ and DEADLIFTZ. Do them, people.Do them.
