Hey /fit/, so basically I'm sick of being fat. I'm about 5-9, 190-200 pounds. My family recently bought an elliptical machine and I've been running a couple miles a day on that, but I'm pretty sure that isn't going to help me out on its own. Ideally I'd like to drop anywhere from 20-40 pounds. What kinds of workouts should I be doing, when/how long? I don't have much at my home, I have a bench, 1 dumbbell, a bar, and said elliptical. Please and thanks /fit/
