smoothie with some: almond milk, 1 mango, 1 nectarine, bee pollen, raw cacoa nibs (can't taste them with all the othe r stuff but loaded w/ antioxidants), 12 oz blueberries, 12 oz raspberries, 12 oz strawberries, a little pomegranate juice, squirt of Stevia, 2 cups fresh pineapple, 2 kiwi
sounds like a lot but it is great and fills me up till lunch (i wake up at 8:00, have lunch at 1:00)
