1. HIIT is not meant to be done a machine. Anyone trying "HIIT" on a machine is a fucking idiot and needs to read up on how to do it properly. 2. Looking like a fag? Enjoy your painful joints from the harder shock it gives your joints when running on a treadmill or concrete. 3. The only downside to using an elliptical like all machines is they only get you good at using them, when it comes to running outside you will suck ass because its a completely different way of doing cardio.
