Hey /fit/, I kind of have a personally embarassing question. I have bad gas. A lot of the time.
Like, really fucking stinky.
I eat really healthy, usually a bowl of oatmeal for breakfast, and random stuff for lunch and dinner, but I rarely to never eat fast foods. I don't take supplements or multi-vitamins. But it always seems like I have really terrible farts and stuff. During the day at school and such I hold it in, but it makes my stomach grumble. God, is there a name for chronic gas, ect?

yep i trace the problem to the random stuff u eat for lunch and dinner. don't eat random stuff they give u bad gas.

No, I don't use anything like that. I don't have time to thouroughly excersize, but I do spend at least 45 minutes a day walking back and forth around campus. I don't drink coffee, I don't eat too much cheese or much dairy, someone once told me about food rotting in the colon or something dumb like that. I called shenanigans, but all this gas has making me become curious.
