What do you guys do for soreness relief?

And is it normal that after my first week of training, I'm sore, but after that not ever? No matter I push myself?

yes it's normal your mucles adapt to Lactic Acid and it gets washed away faster as you train more and more. That is why if you are sore u just have to do more training so that the blood that will go to your mucles will wash away Lactic Acid

i've been training for about 7 weeks (or at least, that's when i began training HARD.) i'm sore after every time. i do one day each of chest&shoulders, back&biceps, and legs, and i do them irregularly, but often more than once a week each, like maybe 5 workouts a week. i am always sore the next day, even if only a little.

to be fair, it gets less and less. i remember the first time i completed a full routine of SQUATZ i was too torn up to sit down right, but you gotta mix it up and not do teh same workout every week.
