I'm a complete newbie at working out. I enjoy walking, and have recently indulged in a leg-magic which I love. I want to lose the fat off my thighs, stomach, and arms in a sustainable, not-too-challenging workout.

Joining a gym isn't an option cause I have no money, but I can't do push-ups and sit ups and things like that.

So, /fit/, what are your daily routines that get or keep you in shape?

If you are honestly so out of shape that you can't do the upper-body section then just.....do the lower body. It's not easy, but you won't get stronger until you actually push yourself.

Also you can't spot reduce. Eat six small meals a day, lots of water.
