Ab/Pec Workout. Anononon
Picture not related.

I've currently been working on my abs, I don't want a majorly perfect 6pack.. I'd like one. But not.. Extreme.
I've been doing crunches, 20 then rest then 20, per night, I'm just wondering what else I can do?

I can max 25-25 Crunches
In situps, 75 in one sitting.
Also, I'm wondering, How exactly do I work on my pecs?

I honestly have no Idea..

Any help? =]

Well you didn't say rather you were going to a gym or not.
Pecs are included in benchpressing, fly, and other basic things.

Oh.

No I don't go to the gym, I was thinking about it, But I've got this far on my own, so I'm pretty much new to this LOL.

it takes time man. keep going doing what you do. Chest wise Bench, incline bench, and decline bench are all good for building pec strength. if you want to define your pecs more once you built bulk and strength try the pec deck machine to help define.

This is just how /fit/ is going to be.
Cries of lurk moar never helped anyone on an imageboard that dissolves its posts in ~2-3 days.

These are unhelpful posts.

These are somewhat helpful posts.

Considering it's a simple piece of advice, /fit/ really should be better at this. Posts that amount to "you should know this or are joking" or "read a decades worth of content somewhere else" are not useful.

To answer the OP: when asking questions, at least give us some background. Do you already exercise in other ways? Do you know your weight or bodyfat percentage? Do you work all areas of the body or do you just do crunches every night?
