hey7 /fit/ im 5'11 and 145,without trying to be a body builder how much should someone about my size be able to bench on average?

Seriously though, about 90% of your body weight if you're healthy, so around 130. Since your pretty tall for your height though, you probably have longish arms, which makes the bench more difficult, so I'd guess you could probably expect to get around 115.

o yea,i can only do 130 once,i think. i usually do 100 lbs 10-11 times though,i was going to add another 5 next time i exercised.
you have your dad on a training regime? i cant think of a way to not sound sarcastic,but thats kinda cool.
