Remember: Cals should come from 20%protein 20%-30% fat the rest comes from carbs
1g of protein = 4Cal 1g of carbs = 4 Cal 1g of fat = 9 Cal
You can't spot reduce only stomach fat. If you drink a lot of alcohol or are a problem eater you may tend to store more visceral fat though.
Eat like I posted above, jog for 30-60 min at least 3 times a week, and start a lifting routine.
