posture: how do i improve it?i have quite a sore lower back and it has been this way for the past week or so. also, when i try to massage my shoulders it really hurts and goes all tingly.
I think it depends on why your posture is bad. This is anecdotal so it only may be true for me, but it seemed as though when I started building up my shoulders and upper back through lifting, my posture improved dramatically.

get a harder mattress and sleep on your back, also working out your back helps a bunch. But a harder mattress has helped my back bunches
