if you are a proper Oly lifter, and i'll give you the benefit of the doubt, you'd know that the 'learning curve' on this lift SOLO w/out coaching or a proper foundation (years of just weights+gymnastic progressions +sports) is just a recipe for improper form, poor learning, and fail....

i think the OLs are great, and its great you have a coach, but most dont have that opporunity, and remember, /fit/ is full of fatty faggots w/no skill. having them get the concept of the 2nd pull or 'pulling yourself under the bar vs pulling the bar up' will never happen. lol to /fit/fags and double kneebends
