/fit/ i need some guidance. I am overweight, and the thought of jogging and exercising regularly sounds great, but i can't bring myself to get started. The thought of going to my campus's gym is somewhat bothersome because i feel like it isn't my place to be, and that i would be intruding...


anything to help me out? routines, advice, something?

Find a fat friend who wants to get into shape as well, or find a fit friend who will coach you, if you need coddling, you fat fuck. If neither is acceptable, just suck it up and work out. Troll /fit/ more and learn. Then do. All there is too it. I was unfit. Now I am on my way to being fit. This site motivated me and though I am not perfect I am working towards my goal. I will persevere. You will too. When I am weak, I will seek motivation, as will you. When I want to give up, I will look at how far I have come and work harder. You will work as hard. Do not quit like the rest of the fags. Be better than them. Tell yourself you are better. Know you are better. While your body may look weak, your spirit will say you are strong, and your body will eventually reach the goal that your spirit set.

oh get some fucking green tea pills/coffee/tea/red bull.......consume.....working out will make you not feel all jacked anymore.....the caffine will also probably help you not care about all the other people....you will be all focused like on the weight loss goals.....
