hi fits,

wanted to ask what a small amount of daily exercise does to you?
like doing a round of pushups, ab crunchs, triceps dips (+squats ofc). rather skinnyguy here and getting bigger isnt the goal.
just want a bit more fitness than 0.

Something is better than nothing.

On a scale of 0-100, you currently being at 0, a couple of push ups and squats will take you to 0.5/100.

Enjoy remaining weak and still unfit

Pushups are actually quite good, provided you do enough of them.

Try doing some with your feet up a little higher, like on a step or something. You should also vary the distance between your hands. Since you're not doing a ton of exercise, you want to maximize the amount of muscles that you do work.

I skip almost every day. Except for tomorrow and Wednesday. I play futsal on them days.

Pushups and squatz can build and refine muscle very well, you just have to be doing the right ones. Divebomber pushups, pistol squats and the like will help a lot. Also, holding bridges or doing 20 second pushups are a great way to build some strength if you are a beginner.

a superior way to tone AND you wont be a fat powerlifter nor too big to fit into your car. also. all girls want a man to look like brad pitt from fight club. all men want to look like him too.
