What are some good core exercises? I've done lots of arms in my the past two workouts. Thinking squats, deadlifts, etc. I want to do more squats, but my lower back hurts. so how do I strengthen my lower backpicture not related

those platform things. planks or whatever. sit up on your forearms, then both sides... also lay on those situps things and grab a plate or something and do some twisting situps
twists hurt, have to be very careful with that one

Next time you work out you should try using the roman chair, also ab stuff and those twist things using medicine balls.
