/fit/, I need a bit of help.

To left is a screencap of a post a made earlier today and it shows what my normal day consists of. And like I said, I know a lot on the subject, but its hard to give yourself advice, you know?

As far as what I eat, I normally have some wheat toast in the morning with less than 1 tbsp of butter and sometimes a banana. Lunch consists of a protein bar and some fruit normally. As far as dinner, well, it depends, if it was a long day, I'll grab a chicken sandwhich from Wendys or a sub from Subway. Otherwise I try to cook healthier stuff. Baked chicken, veggies, shit like that.

Anyway, my major question is what slight changes can you suggest for me? I have a pretty busy life and its hard to maintain things at time. Only real time I have to myself is Sundays, and I tend to like to spend them resting just because I am so worn out from the work week.

Thanks

im all for portion control, but I thought I'd take the time out today to, in this thread, say that I'm fuckin tired of people who measure everything out.

Seriously? Do you really need to measure out 1 tbsp of butter with your toast? Or 1-2 cups of milk with your cereal? What the fuck. Are you that stupid, or that fat? I mean really, just fuckin spread that butter on the goddamn toast and dont use alot.

FUCK

No, I don't measure it out, its a estimation. I don't sit there and count everything the way you seem to think I do.

If you only eat 3 times a day, try adding two snacks in somewhere. It could be something simple, like a protein bar. If you find yourself on a day where you actually have more time, an apple with a dab of peanut butter (the kind with JUST peanuts and salt in it, not that JIF stuff). Also, try adding protein to some of your meals. If you have cereal, add in a little bit of vanilla protein whey powder. It helps your muscles build up and burn the fat around them. Oh also, maybe eat a little more for lunch, like a turkey sandwhich? Sometimes if you're having a hard time losing weight, it can be because you're not eating enough. OR, as is the case with me, you eat so little at the beginning of the day that by the end of the day you gorge.

Also, do you work out any? I know you said you're really busy, but maybe you could add in a little workout. If you don't have time, find ways to be more active during the day. Let's say you have a long lunchbreak? Maybe you could get up and walk around a bit. Just find little ways to be active. Well, I hope I've helped some. Good luck. ^_^

In the screenshot I talked about how on my lunch break I spend 60-90 minutes on the treadmill or playing raquetball. Also, yeah, I know about not eating enough, I'm just trying to find a happy medium between lower calories and larger portions.

Haha, yeah I realized that after I posted it. Sorry about that. But good luck with everything. I'm in a very similar situation, and not doing too well in the losing weight department.

Says the skinny kid that doesn't know shit.
Once you've weighted my weight and lost it, talk to me.

You probably don't have very much muscle, do some squats, deadlifts, bench, and presses. It should help.
