Hello /fit/. I just started weight lifting a few weeks ago and was confused at these two types of bars. What's the difference between 1 and 2, and what kinds of strength training exercises can I do with each of them? Tips and suggestions would greatly help. Pic related.
curvy bar is only for curls, so you really shouldn't worry about it at all. Dont squat or bench with it, ever
number 2 is called an EZ-Curl bar. it is commonly used for bicep curls because it places the wrists in a diagonal position.
