Hello /fit/! I am 19, and slightly overweight. I have a friend who is incredibly fit. He has offered to help me shape up for the fall semester. I have been working out for a little over two weeks now, and i am starting to feel some results. After some discussion, we decided that the workout we were doing, (Some ungodly supersets) was not what i needed. I started a weight loss routine today, and it whooped my ass! tl;dr, i am working very hard.My question for you /fit/, the guy i work out with said that hydroxy cut was a good thing to take to help me loose weight faster. I have started this new routine and a diet, does /fit/ think that taking hydroxy cut is a good idea? Will it actually do anything? Will it hurt me?Thanks for the help, and im sorry my post is tl;dr.
