Hey /fit/, I have a question for you.

For the past few years, I've had terrible acne. Probably the worst case I've seen in person. I recently read that one of the factors of acne may be constipation. This got me thinking. For the past several years, I haven't exactly been going to the restroom regularly. For some reason, the need to defecate hardly came to me. In fact, I would go two, three, or even four days without defecating.

Ever since I read that though, I've been going to the restroom every single day. And boy have I seen results. In fact, nearly every outbreak is gone, and it happened in a matter of about two weeks. The only things visible on my face are the red marks that the acne left, but no actual outbreaks.

So the question is, /fit/, could my acne have been attributed to my lack of restroom regularity?

Different strokes for different folks buddy, but I guess the accumulation of waste matter in your body over a course of days would build up toxins in your body and result in acne, stomach cramps etc

As long as they're gone and you feel good, then nothing to worry about.

Now do some SQUATZ
