I eat approximately 160grams(2 cups) of oats, mixed with whole milk in the morning, and again post-workout(after consuming about 50 grams of whey protein). It's cheap, I'm poor, they're good.
Your thoughts? Any other cheap alternatives?

how do you prepare your SALMONZ

Rub it with lemon pepper, maybe stab it and stick some garlic slivers in there.

Preheat and lube a pan (I use a couple drops of virgin olive oil) sear it on both sides for like a minute, then turn the heat to low, cover, and cook each side for like 4 or 5 mins.

Fucking delish

they have canned salmon at costco. not as good as fresh, obviously, but it's cheap. if you only buy 1 or 2 items per visit, you can make it out of costco with your paycheck intact.

Canned salmon mixed with some soy sauce and fresh lemon juice. Not too much of each though. Eat it with some freshly good rice. Shit is so cash.
Anyone got some good tuna /OATZ recipies which are quick to make?
Currently in the morning I have OATZ soaked in water over night (hoping to lose weight), fat free yoghurt, pumkin seeds and some dried fruit.

easy on the dried fruit, the lack of water in them makes it easy to over eat
