5'9, 167. Only exercise is 45 minute bike ride daily, makes me sweat. Food consumed on a daily basis (average day)

Morning : Hot Pocket/Frozen Shit/Pancakes

Lunch : Burrito, all veggies, like two pieces of chicken in there actually.

Snack : Yogurt, granola bar

Dinner : Noodles, sandwich , fast food etc.

I drink roughly 32 oz. of water daily, sometimes up to double as much (horrible, I know)

Last week I went from 167 to 160, now I'm back to 163-ish

Morning: oatmeal, cereal, whatever you can eat that's not preserved
Lunch: handmade burrito? the frozen ones are crazy in sodium
snack: fine
dinner: if it's the cup noodles stuff don't eat it, make your own noodles or maybe do something like a chicken salad topped with like, greek salad dressing.

Thanks for the first helpful reply, yes the burrito is handmade, and thanks for the tips for breakfast, for some reason I thought what you ate for breakfast didn't matter too much since you eventually burn it off during the day? But I'm retarded lol...

if you do oatmeal do something fun with it like adding splenda or some peanut butter so it doesn't taste bland

not OP but very close to similar measurements. You would consider this to be fat?
