Hey /fit/, I do a bunch of crunches, bicycles, leg lifts, and whatnot but lately I haven't been able to do many actual full on situps: the area just below my navel starts to really burn, even if I give it a go after stretching. Any suggestions?

seems like you've become a faggot. There is nothing you can do about it. Find a gay lover and be happy.

if you're going to make a joke, at least try to make it sound funny and not waste my fucking time reading a whole line of pure idiocity

wtf...what a faggot. you cant do more than 1 situp? what are you fucking bones?

I'm also having trouble with sit ups... Going up I'm alright, but coming back down my right hip always makes a popping noise and feels really awkward for a moment. Because of this I avoid doing them.

When I do situps, I get the weirdest burning sensation in my abs and I think my diaphragm.

Also, my lower back hurts.

I'm not overweight either, wtf.

last time i checked, it is supposed to burn ?

OP, try leg lifts and keep trying the situps. No need to stop unless you have injured something.

welcome to situps

all supine ab 'stuff' is inefficient, stupid, and likely risky to lumbar spine.

TLDR: only ground based ab stuff should be beginner gymnastic progressions. which quickly should be done hanging

i quit doing sit-ups and back extensions after seeing so many bad things about them, pretty much have a $500 GHD in my garage that can only be used for presses and glute-ham raises (which i never do as well)

I get the same thing sometimes.

I haven't been able to do many actual full bicep curls: the area just above my elbow and below my shoulder starts to really burn, even if I give it a go after stretching. Any suggestions?

This, I don't have a huge ass so I can't do most ab exercises on a hard floor. Hurts my tail-bone.

Also, V-ups > crunches
