I've been lifting 3 times a week for the past 4 months (SQUATZ, deadlifts, compound lifts), but for some reason today I just had a really bad offday. I had to bump down the weight on my benchpress and deadlifts by a fair amount.

Should I just resume my schedule like it didn't happen, or take a week off and recover from any built up fatigue? Pic unrelated, but awesome.

you should take a week off every two weeks with that program.

Alright, thanks for the link. I'll attempt to get my reps in during my next couple of workouts, and if that doesn't work I suppose I'll try to deload and then progressively load my way back up to where I was.
