so, i got tired of not having my muscles ache after a workout and RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGEEEEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD and now the doctor says i should avoid the gym for a month or so. What am i supposed to do with this time?

Your doctor sounds like a regular /fit/ troll.. no soreness means your body has adapted to the training, so, sure, stop for a month and you can have that worthless feeling again

Your doctor is a retard and doesn't deserve his certificate, your body has adapted to your training and now needs to be overloaded in order for your body to progress to the next plateu.

When you stop feeling sore, push yourself even further. Add more weight, add more time, add more reps, whatever it takes to get you sore again.

what i like to do after every set of workout is get on the floor right after and do pushups, various kinds till i cant do anymore then rest and repeat, helped me hurt :), also try doing combo workouts to help use more of your energy like do chest/ back or like legs/shoulders just unleash rage at the gym bro.
