There are countless people with the same problem, you see. Anyone can be big like the guy you pictured, that's just the natural way, your muscles uncontrollably get bigger and bigger every time you lift weights.
Everyone knows such a physique is disgusting, unhealthy, and big and thus it's a real art to prevent your body from having 100 kilos of pure muscle. Those who don't manage it are bound to bodybuilding competitions where other unfortunate mass monsters gather. It's a cruel life of unsatisfaction indeed.
My suggestion is, you're better off not lifting weights at all. Anyone big and muscly would do anything to lose all that muscle and get lean again, but that's not gonna happen. I bet they curse the day they touched weights, not knowing what their body will turn into...
