For a long time now, I've had a bacon sandwich for breakfast every morning. White bread, with lots of tomato sauce. I've recently decided to try a healthier diet and in light of this have switched to wholemeal bread in the mornings.

Other than that, what else can I do to make my breakfast meal a little bit healthier?

replace it all with OATZ

bowl of oatz, boiled egg, banana, skim milk, multi vit.

replace white bread with whole wheat.
replace bacon with grilled skinless chicken breast/chicken sandwich slice(s)/turkey sandwich slice(s).
cut back tomato sauce (use half) eventually replacing it with a tomato.

Tomatoes >> tomato sauce on sandwiches.

And stop eating bacon, ffs. Changing white to wholewheat isn't going to make you shed all those pounds.

Change the bread to bacon IMO, and changing the tomatoes to bacon might help, too.
