you need to get your body used to moving.
start on rippetoes asap, with a caloric defecit diet.
you do NOT need to work your pecs until you have fixed your back posture, pecs will worsen it.
simply lifting weights and eating right will burn fat and build muscle when you are a noob.
learn to squat, deadlift, press, dip, pullup, row before you get complicated. do some cardio.
you main focus is to get your body in working order again. don't think about cut/bulk, you will lose fat just from lifting weights
