I work out everyday and I've lost 32 pounds to date. I need to lose about 70 more (Yeah, a lot) to be to a weight which I am comfortable with. Bout 180 pounds). Question is, am I going to have leftover skin?

Generally you don't have loose skin if you've been losing weight at a healthy rate

I'm not sure that losing 100 pounds is going to tighten itself up though
