A couple days ago, i bought a set of free weights. I'm not overweight or out of shape, but I'd like to further tone up. I started doing some simple excersizes, but very quickly my wrist started hurting.Is there any gear that I should get to help with this, special gloves or something? Or is it probably my technique?
Generally you shouldn't bend your wrist too much.I assume that you hurt yourself doing bicep curls. You maybe twist your wrist in an attempt to use rotative momentum to bring the weight up.
