Dear mis/fit/s,

I'm 1.73m en weigh 65 kilo's. I got a good looking 6pack going on but it's only visible when I flex them togeather or postwork out.

Should I lose some weight to have them appear the whole time or is it to dangerouse to lose anymore weight?

k, that's 143lbs at nearly the same height as me 5'9". I got to 145 once (because I was too busy to eat for a while) and still couldn't see shit.

If I were you I'd hit the weights hard to gain a good 20lbs cleanly (3000 cal diet w/ high protein and no refined carbs), then drop to 2000, keep hitting the weights and hit the treadmill hard.

if you can't see your muscle it is because there is a bit of fat over it. Moar cardio is teh cure...
