That's exactly the problem, I have a hard time being motivated. On all the rating sites it gave the product 8 9 or 10. And I am underage, sixteen.

I'll recommend it. Take two scoops on an empty stomach. Get the fruit punch kind (they all taste like shit). Once you mix the stuff up hold your breath and guzzle as much as you can, then quickly drink some orange juice to get the taste out of your mouth. But it works well. It's basically 12 cups of coffee that gives you the energy to last longer in the gym, which prolly enables you a better pump. I was never sold on the hole NO pump stuff.

Also: It gives you gas.

Don't trust rating sites on supplements. 99% are just paid endorsements, not actual reviews. The best place to look for info is on Strength training forums. You can usual get truthful feedback there.

If you have a hard time getting motivated, try a different NO product. NO-XPLODE just sucks. Period. Like I said above, Cold fusion, an LG Science product, is one that I've used and really enjoyed. I made you want to work the fuck out.

To help get motivated and save you some money, sit down and write a workout schedule in a notebook. Then take the note back and record numbers in the gym. Sounds stupid, but it really makes you feel guilty for slacking off and not going or trying. Works wonders with everyone who tried it.

Just get some cheap generic coffeine, arginine and creatine (or don't) and mix it. Voila you got NO.
