Whats up /fit/ friends. I have a dilemma! So I'll explain my situation.

For years I was always the slightly overweight chubby kid. I can tell you I used to be 5'10 and weighed about 185 pounds. It really showed in the gut and the manboobs. I really didn't care back in highschool.

Now I'm in college, I started running a few months ago (every single night) and then started to go to a local Gym. My routine is as follows:

-30 Minutes on the Stair Stepper
-Weight Lifting (a variety of different exercises, from arm curls to push ups to leg presses, I tried to cover pretty much everything.)
-Crunchs/Situps/General Ab Excercises to help burn the gut
-Run exactly 1 mile on the treadmill at a speed of 8 or 9, usually a 6:45-7:30 minute mile.
-Warm down with some final weight lifting, usually bench presses, then some ab excercises again.

This all takes about an hour and a half to 2 hours to do.

Since then my stats are now: 5'11 159 pounds. BUT THERES A PROBLEM...

One of the major problems with weight loss: excess skin.

I've got "bat wings" myself.

Anyways, focus more on chest exercises to build your muscles there.

Dude, I can't see what you're talking about.

If you were fat as a kid you MIGHT have some gynecomastia. If that's the case, you need surgery full stop.

If you're not happy with those (they look fine IMO), just do more bench presses or dumbbell presses to firm it up. Try doing some eagle sit ups as an isolation exercise.

Otherwise nothing you can really do about it, but right now they don't look unusual.

There actually is a legtimate medical condition wherein male breast tissue resmebles that of a woman's (i.e. man boobs). I'm no doctor but, I am an athlete. Your workout regiment is really well balanced. You should ask your doctor about Gynecomastia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gynecomastia). He/she will be more able to tell you, based on man boob size, whether or not this is really something you've got.

Some people just have fat storage in their chest, myself included. You're doing the right thing by dieting and doing cardio.. but sometimes your body is how it is, you can only change it to a certain extent. Your pics look fine, but if you're still concerned with the shape of your chest, try building some muscle to even out the shape.

You need to keep exercizing, after a certain period it will affect your metabolism, wich will really get the fat burning.

Simple. Most people have a layer of subcutaneous fat that is ridiculously hard to lose (and you don't need to lose it to look good).

The problem is that in your case you fixate on them. Aside from the cardio, arms, and abs, which you seem to have covered based on your original post, you need to do a lot of chest workout to make the area in general larger and the fat itself less visible.

Other than that, I'm not seeing the huge concern.
