I had that problem for maybe a month or so. Do kegals (penis exercises). If you don't know how, here's a quick way to find the PC muscles in your dick. You can:
a) Start and stop your pee stream while taking a leak. These are the muscles you want to flex (flaccid or otherwise, it doesn't matter). It strengthens the blood flow to your dick as well as it's overall stamina. Or you can
b) Stick your finger in your ass. If you flex the correct muscles, your ass will clench. Whatever floats your boat.
Make sure you're not just flexing your abs or thighs when you do this; your asshole should be the only other thing that moves besides your cock. This will strengthen your penis, help blood flow, and even make you last longer in the sack.
