What do you take?

I take:
*syntha-6=good tasting protein but I can't say that I see direct results, take one serving morning and when i go to bed
*Gnc Ultra mega gold vitamins= Just good vitamins take 1 twice a day
*N30 by MRI= Worked great the first time but i am not seeing any results now. Will try 6 pills which is the "take for extreme effect serving" (4 is standard and saw results on that first time with 4)
