You can't choose where you lose fat, so situps don't help. you run and burn 400 calories, then you are hungry and eat more. Work on your diet and cut calories by about ~500/day

Eat more cottage cheese (low fat) and whole grain bread + organic peanut butter (again, make sure it's not loaded with fat). Lowfat yogurt is great too.Avoid fatty snacks. Eat lots of greens, avoid fast food.
