Physique Anonymous
This is sort of body I'm aiming for. It looks good and not overtop and also not a hinderence.

Can you tell what exercises he has concentrated on by his physique?

How long do you think it took him to get like this? It seemed to just come out of nowhere really. When he first joined United he was skinny; he has all the triats of an ectomorph but he seemed to make big gains in just a few months during the pre season.
