Ok, you can go sit in a sauna and sweat in there.
Or you can go to a place to work-out, turn the heat up to 90F, throw on sweatshirts / sweatpants and do plyometrics / continuous aerobic exercises consecutively for an hour or two.
Personally i've done both, and the 2nd one WILL lose you more weight right before weigh-in...
...after which you go and chow down and drink a gallon of water and suck in a world of sustenance!
