Whey powder is infamous on these boardsBut I don't quite know how nescessary it is geared to my diet, so here's my diet.I RARELY eat Breakfast, which is a bad idea I know, I don't eat lunch either.I consistantly have a decent meal (7 days a weak) consisting of Meat, Carbs and Vegetables, such meats as pork, suvlaki, chickenz, etc.So with that in mind, is it nescessary to have a protien supliment?I also drink lots of milk.
