Hey there /fit/, I need to put on muscle mass (badly, I'm a stick) but I have a few problems, first off due to rural living I cant go to a gym consistantly enough (about 4/5 hours travel) I also dont have the money to buy my own equipment (though I am working on that) so I'm wondering /fit/, what do I need to do to gain muscle, and what can I do without spending, in the time before I can buy some equipment?

It would be wise to buy a set of dumbells and some extra weights next time you go to your nearest town/city. Maybe a chin-up bar to put in a doorframe. That's all I have and I work out my whole body with it.

Ok /fit/ I am a 253lb male with a medium frame. I dont eat much, except at night I get outrageous hunger. How can I stop these cravings? Also, for excercise I have been running everyday for about 45min to an hour should I continue to do so? Or should I focus on getting a bike and ride that for a longer period of time? I am joining a local dieting group this morning and will be joining a gym on my next paycheck [today as well]. What are your thoughts and opinions? Should I also do push-up, sit-ups crunches and other small exercises before and after a sleep and midday?
