This is a two part question /fit/. I want to start using creatine, but i'm unsure about A. how to use it correctly, and B. Which brand of creatine to use.

I've heard some good things about BSN Cellmass, but then again it could just be alot of hype.

Which creatine supplement should I take, and how should I take it to maximise the benefits?

buy wal-mart brand take it with 50grams of dextrose or grape juice(equivilent) 15 minutes before you eat your whey shake 20 minutes 35 minutes before you leave to go work out..... save a shit load of money and buy more chicken and whey protein......it makes your muscles seem more bloated/harder....i think it is mostly psychological though probably.....thats why i buy the cheap shit.....and get the isolate protein because i really notice a difference in that shit.....
