I thought it would be thoughtful to help all of overweight anon out. I'm not overweight but I am trying to watch my junk food intake. Cravings are a bitch though. I read online that if when you get said craving you consume a small amount of something bland and densely caloric your cravings will subside. It does work. Take about a teaspoon of olive oil and you'll forget that you were even hungry.

You know what I do when I get a craving for steak? I eat steak. Learn to crave healthy food.

I used to crave Pepsi, then my then-girlfriend put laxative tablets into my 2 liter without telling me. Nice and easy de-habituation.

i crave sugar as a whole.. i try to eat healthily and eat lotsa fruit.. get board of the fruit and eat more biscuits/anything sugary tbh..

it's actually a once a day thing. As a bonus, olive oil is good for you.
