I have a problem /fit/! Every single time i workout, be it at home or at the gym , it feels like the right side of my ody works more than the left! Im talking legs arms and chest. Ive tried consciously favouring the left mre but it still doesnt seem to be working! Any1 here have iany idea how i can counter this? I dont want to continue as i can already see the diffs in marms and abs! What to do?

Do one more set on the left side than the right. Switch to dumbell press instead of barbell and shit like that.

Me too. It sucks, my right arm is bigger than my left arm.

I used to have this problem too. Fixed it. About once every two weeks, I'd have a day where, all I'd do is work the left side of my body. Sure, you look like a dick in the gym, but you look way better everywhere else. Now both sides pull their own weight, and I quit doing the one sided workouts because they're both growing at the same rate. Try that, good luck!
