You should buy one more dumbbell(an adjustable weight one). And hopefully the one you have is also adjustable. Exercises for the pecks when all you have is dumbbells: Dumbbell bench press and if you can hit it from all angles(incline, flat, decline), using a full range of motion. Butterflies(picture): Also hit from all angles. Also: Push-ups, dips, pull overs, exercise ball push-ups, Hammer Grip Incline Dumbbell Press.
