/fit/

I exercise, I eat right, probably the only moderate amounts sugars that enter my body come from protein shakes and I came a good ways but for the last mouth I can't seem to lose the last 40 pounds before being in normal weight. I refuse to believe the excuse like

BAAAAWWW I'M BIG BONED
BAAAAWWW IT'S MY GENETICS
BAAAAWWW I'M FINE THE WAY I AM

so I ask you /fit/ what am I doing in my diet that might be keeping me from losing the final pounds?

Figure out your baseline, count your calories, exercise harder.

I AM big-boned

But fuck tain't no excuse. But dude, your body will adapt. And when it does, you have to push it harder. Think about it. Like uuhhh...
You're cleaning a sink, right? The mildew on top is easy to remove. Gotta scrub harder to get it all off.

That was the worst analogy ever.

Focus on cardio. Run, bike, or swim long distances regularly.
