My knees were fine when I went to the gym today, then after a set of military presses, my right knee was fucked up. It was all tight and I lost some motion in the joint and now its swollen. It doesn't hurt though. I didn't actually feel anything pop or whatever. All this from a shoulder exercise? Was I tensing so much from the military presses that something in my knee popped or what? I'm just WTFing right now.
