im going to college in september. how do i survive and stay healthy on a 14 meals per week plan with some campus dollar which i could spend on food shops.

tl;dr how can i eat 2-3 times a day and keep my metabolism healthy and not get fat. I lift weights at least 3 times a week

impossible if you don't know the exact nutrition facts of what you're eating there

unless you stick with fruits and hard meats. even then, college food isnt the best grade...

Just eat meat/fish and salads/fruits/veggies.

Add in bread/rice or whatever if it looks natural-ish.

IE no weird microwaveable sweet stuff.

Oh and if you don't want to eat as much, eat filling stuff, so stuff like bread, rice, and red meat.

OP, i was in the same boat as you last semester. What I finally wound up doing was just taking Tupperware to my dinning hall and packing an extra 1 or 2 meals to sneak out in my backpack. Usually Chicken breast, salad, boiled eggs, whatever, and stuck it in my dorm fridge. this way I turned my 2 meal swipes a day into 5 (healthy) meals.
