I do water, and just keep drinking. Like it becomes a habit, and you never feel like you need pop.
you can also try tea + honey, since honey is the healthiest form of sugar. However my friend that did that might have slipped back to doing a 2-liter a day....he joked about pissing syruppy urine...but I donno haha I woulnd't doubt it with all that pop he drank.
