Just know this: protein has like 9 pieces that make it up. it doesn't work if you have 8, you have to have all of them. they're called amino acids, and each has a name Histidine, Leucine Isoleucine, Lysine. Whatever-sine. They all end in sine, well, except one.
they're all present in meats. there's usually about two pieces significantly lacking from any non-meats. combine and it works.
