yo /fit/I am healthy and fit young adult.I swim three times per week and run three times per week. Workout usually every second day..Lately getting a bit bored of my workout routine and wondering if anybody has anything to spice it up?Also I am trying to gain strength/muscle in my legs so I can jump higher, I am a basketballer..any help with exercises appreciated.ty
