What's a good diet to help jump start my new cardio routine.

I'm running every morning 5 AM for 40 minutes with 2 minutes walking and 4 minutes running intervals.

I need a diet that will kick this baby into helping me lose 10 motherfucking pounds a god damn week!

Holy shit! This diet and motherfucking exercise could be so bitchin amazing that the whole bitch fuckin' world would get into this shit, and then we'd solve the bum fuckin' fat lard ass problem of obesity!!!!

But for real what's a good diet that won't have me starving, but losing a bunch of pounds by the week?

Lots of veggies, they'll fill you up and give you nutrients you need and are low in calories. If you're working out as well you should have some protein in each meal as well.

Doesn't matter if you eat veggies or not. Get proteins to develop your muscles and just get off your ass and you should see a huge difference within a month if you run for say, 40 minutes everyday.
