So, /fit/, I'm doing the "100 pushups" plan, and i was wandering if any of you had a plan similar to sit-ups. I'm trying to get into shape for the military, so those two are things I need to focus on.

Also working on running, but there's not much more to be said about that.

Try doing the plan, but instead of push ups, do sit ups. If they work for push ups, it should, in theory, work for sit ups.

not sure what you're talking about, but if you meet height and weight requirements, just pushups, sit ups, and running until they become easy, then do more of them all.

Should I just increase the reps for sit-ups? I can do several times more sit-ups than push-ups.

Sure, shouldn't be anything wrong with it. Just remember to rest.
