Recently I've decided to move out of the somewhat bulking stage I've been in, and try and work on cutting and lower my body fat percentage and focus on cardio instead. Anyone have much experience with this or what helped them? I'm thinking of doing something like
Monday: HIIT twice a day
Tuesday: Weight Lifting
Wednesday: HIIT twice a day
Thursday: Weight Lifting
Friday: HIIT twice a day
Saturday: HIIT twice a day
Sunday: HIIT twice a day

Also, what does a great cutting diet look like?
