androgynous workout Anonymous
I'm an average white male (5'9", 130 lbs., low-medium body fat) looking to become more androgynous.

My friend said I should just bike a lot, because it's good for your legs and butt.

I plan to work up to 20 miles three times a week, in addition to ab workouts.

Any suggestions from any traps, trans, or androgynes, or experience with them?

Wow, you're an idiot. But to give you an answer so you'll shut the fuck up and leave, I'll humor you with a semi-serious response:

Step 1) Diet. As in eat healthy and limit yourself to a 1200 calorie a day diet. Drink nothing but water. Make sure to eat the proper amounts of your fruits n veggies, etc.

Step 2) Exercise every single day and sign up to a gym if you haven't already. Be heavy on the cardio (running, biking, etc.) but also include compound free weight exercises. I say compound as opposed to isometric exercises (aka: using the machines at your gym) because you'll become leaner/more toned that way, just faster.

Step 3) ???
Step 4) Profit!
Bonus Step) GTFO. Now. And PLEASE never come back.

Also, I forgot to mention something about your diet. Make sure to split it up into six small meals (each 200 calories each) throughout the day, instead of doing the usual 3 big meal a day system. Recommended times of eating from me personally are at:
9:30 AM
10:30 AM
1:30 PM
4:30 PM
7:30 PM
9:30 PM

Stupid fuck. That's all fine 'n' dandy, what you said there, BUT...you should work out your entire body, as you physically can't "spot train" any part on your body to specifically eliminate fat, which you made it sound like you could do with that sentence.

I wrote down that info but later on found out that 1200 is a range targeted for seirously obese persons and is quickly subject to change once a certain phase is reached with their body. (I cite John Stone in this case, as his food logs show when he first started out. Not to mention the sites he references which say the same.)

When I was skinny and was sedentary i ate 1k calories a day or so and had energy to do whatever even ran for school.

eat 3k now since i work out. I have a small appetite. I cant see how some of you get down 4k a day with out feeling sick.
