So, what does /fit/ think of the Body-for-Life diet? There are so many success stories that it seems hard for it to be a scam, but for people to make such huge changes in 12 weeks... Not sure if I can believe it.For reference, the 1st pic is before the diety and 2nd pic directly after completing just TWELVE weeks of the program.
gimmicks and lies.Do it like the guy who invented the shit and workout on your own.
theres no way you can achieve that in 12 weeks.
>>121548Well, if his steroids would use steroids. I guess it would be posible in 121 weeks, other then that.No.
>>121638>if his steroids would use steroidtehe
Fuck that steroid-talk. It's easy to see that he's got a lot of muscle underneath that fat on the first pic. At the second pic he's been dieting hard, and getting a tan + he got a pump from a recent work out. Not saying I'm 100% sure this is real. But it is definitely possible get that change in 12 weeks. Getting to pic 1 is what people don't manage
>>121622>>121638bawwwww i can't make progresssssss so anyone else that does is lyyyyyyinggggg.but he probably didn't do it in 12 weeks. Do it on your own, don't piss your money away
>>121690he's oiled up too, so what you're saying is it's all bollocks
>>121709Well, he lost weight and put one some muscle, so it's not bullshit, but it certainly is a dishonest progression pic.
