Deadlifts and Squats Anonymous
So I'm a pretty light guy, I'm 5'7 and weigh about 150'lbs

So far the heaviest dead lift I have tried (in three sets of eight) is 140 pounds, and my heaviest squat lifting is 160 pounds with the same sets.

What should I be doing? Its tough doing those, real tough sometimes actually, but I honestly feel like that should be doing way more than that amount for exercises like that. I mean to get bigger you have to lift heavier and with less reps right?

Am I endangering myself by attempting to lift weights too heavy?

jk i can only bench 115 BUT I CAN FUCKING SQUAT 235 ATG MOTHERFUCKER @ 5'7" 118lbs THAT'S ALMOST TWICE MY FUCKING WEIGHT NIGGER.
