Look, I dont know where you are in the world but if you eat more calories than you can burn off then you can forget about loosing the fat. Here in Japan there are beers with no sugar in them and that is really going to help me cut down on calories that I take in. I know of really good way to burn fat and ANYONE with ANY kind of genetics can get rid of. If you can walk, then you can do this: Walk for two minutes then sprint with everything youve got. Repeat this process 4 times and there you have it, you will burn fat up to 48 hours after doing this simple exercise! As time goes on add one more each week, for example, after your first week of doing 4 cycles then on your second week add one more so you will 5 cycles to do, and so on. I do this and my bodyfat is down to 12% when it used to be 16%. ANYBODy could do this exercise! If you dont believe me, then why not PROVE me wrong by doing it?
