Research says if you drink two cups of skim milk after weight lifting it will increase your muscle gain and help in ridding bodyfat; bullshit or should I rush to local drug store ?
probably true, but most likely do to the protein found in it. I usually drink a half gallon on days i lift, but that's because i use it as a supplement for lack of protein powders.
body absorbs protein the best within 30 minutes after exercise btw.
