sup mis/fit/sI just wanted to ask your opinions on what I am eating/drinking at the momentMost days I will only drink mineral water, like, 2 litres of it, and will usually only eat lunch which will probably be a tin of tuna and a couple of dry biscuits, for the 3 weeks I have been doing this I have lost around about 6.5kg, anything I could eat/subsitute to lose more?I am a strange body shape, my legs are quite muscular and have close to no fat on them, as are my arms, but for some reason I just have tits and a bit of a bellyI'm 6'3 and weigh 189 pounds.Pic not related
