hi /fit/ i have a problem.i like to think i'm a pretty normal guy (6ft, 155lbs) but i have a problem, i'm relatively skinny but my back is a mess.lots of loose skin, cellulite, stuff like that. is there anything i can do that can target my back and tighten it up some? the front of my body is fine but the back is a complete train wreck.

Squats, Deadlifts for the lower back, pull-ups and bent-over rows for the upper back.
>>161670This is solid advice. But while you're at it, you might as well split and add in bench and military press and you've got yourself a good full body routine right there.
start running, it will eventually get rid of it along with general tightening up of the rest of your body.
