im sick of being fat. Lost 60 pnds just working out but thats not cutting it anymore, to much fast food. At 200 pounds now, wtf should I eat /fit/ to help me lose 30 more pounds? Dont give a fuck about how it taste or what it is.

do more of everything. eat less carbs. eat more protein. wait a while.

vegetables. eat them. lots of them.
get re-acquainted with big, fresh salads and steamed/stir-fried veggies. soups are good, too.
brown rice, lean protein, fruits, and yes, oatmeal.

try to stay away from overly processed foods - even if they're marketed as "healthy" or "diet"-friendly,
