So /fit/, I weigh 260 lbs and am 6'2", with a mesomorphic body type. I've started running early in the mornings daily for about 10-20 minutes. Adding on an afternoon run through the same route or ab exercises alternating every other day, with light meals and no grain after 2PM, how long do you think it would take for me to drop 60 lbs?

If you want your skin to rebound so that you dont have gross extra skin youll be aiming for around 4 months at a minimum.
