I'm 18, 160, and 6' 2". I'm not too skinny but you can definitely see parts of my bones. How do I put on mass (not fat) and my arms are very slinky like. How do I make them bigger as well.

i like to superset preacher curls, skull crushers, close grip bench. do that 4x10

then just do tricep extensions and curls until you puke.

to that like twice a week. take protein, lots of it.

eat 5 times a day, 160 grams of protein evenly spread between those meals. lift weights for an hour every day, 4 days a week, sleep plenty, eat some more. get big
