alright /fit/, I need a little help. I don't know if its an actual addiction to sugars or what. Every once in awhile, it seems like its almost on a cycle, i crave processed sugar like crazy. I get angry, actually physically angry if I don't have any. Is there anything I can do to replace this shit and still satisfy me? You can say willpower but I might hold off for 6 or 7 hours but eventually I give in.

Don't buy the shit so you can't eat it when you have it around. Eat a meal when you start wanting it. If that doesn't work, go an hero.

Eat fruit, it still contains sugar but it's nowhere near as bad for you. Just be sure to brush regularly.

Just any fruit? Apple, Banana, Pineapple? I'm sick of going through this. Why does this shit cycle? I'll eat good for awhile, then it all crashes. 1800 calories a day, that should be enough not to put me in a huge enough deficit to crash

Most eating is habit caused by problems in your life. Relationshits, fights, school, ect ect ect. Check out the sugar content for the fruits you have and go with which you like the best. I don't taste too much sugar from a banana but get plenty from apples.
