I only started about 2 weeks ago at 125ish, and I'm about 117 now. I'm 5'9".
However, I've been working out everyday, which I won't be able to much longer. They key is eating right.
That doesn't mean an apple here or there, that means every meal. If you stick to that you'll lose weight, guaranteed.
Just exercise when you can. If you know you'll miss a day or two, exercise longer on the days that you can.
You should be able to lose at least 10 pounds by then on simply eating right, if not more. The exercise is what will push it over
