Hello /fit/, I'm in desperate need for some muscular mass on my shoulder girdle. thing is I always tend to have drooping shoulders and so far push-ups haven't helped me out. So can you suggest a good exercise that DOESN'T involve weights?
basically pushups while in a handstand (leaning to the wall if you need to)
or just any heavy shit that you can push over your head again and again and again.you don't have any imagination at all, do you?
bring your hands closer together while doing push-upsProtip: If you can't feel it in your shoulders, it is not working your shoulders.
