What exercises/rutine is the best if I'm trying to build a really, really good chest?

Pic is totally related, its me. You cant really see it right there, but on the left side of the chest there's a small manboob. I know that only by losing weight I'll get rid of that, but I also want to develop a powerful chest.

Dumbell flys and their reverse, lat pullback, should help you develop the sternum line most guys want. Aside from that, pushups, pull ups, and dips work your chest very well.
