cardio for old injuries HypnoticDan
Hey, /b/.

Broke my leg a few years ago. The ankle pops and grinds on bad days and after a couple hours of walking it's noticeably warmer to the touch than the rest of the leg. I want to add cardio to my routine to bring the body fat down. What do you recommend? I don't really like swimming, though I tried doing it for several months.

is it the same ankle as you dominant hand?

Not that I see what difference it makes but... no. Opposite leg.

i don't really remember what i was going for there, lol. you could start biking, maybe even try some of those weird bikes. kayaking, or canoing. i hurt both my feet a while back. and my cardio consisted of turning on crazy music and flailing about while seated. it looks really stupid, but, unless someones watching, who gives a shit. it was totally fun.

Inline skating is very easy on the joints, and is a heck of a cardio and leg/butt/lower back workout.
