Sup /fit/I am a vegetarian looking to lose some weight. I've tried to better my diet some, such as eating moar fruit/veggies, less carby foods (like rice, breads, and pasta) and drinking more water. I've lost about 5-6 lbs but that's it (been doing this for 3-4 months now.). Basically, any tips on super healthy and easy to prepare veg-friendly food? (I've heard all about lentils and shit, but every time I try to cook them they turn out disgusting.. Like not done all the way or overdone.)pic unrelated but amusing.
try getting in some exercise to go along with your improved diet
