yo fittys

this is a recent pic of me, all is going well so i'm not posting the OMG HOW DOES I BIG shit. i just have a question regarding the muscles circled in the pic.

For along time at the start of my training i was naive(sp?) and just ignored back and shoulders which i hear can lead to your front delts being pulled forward (as they grow) when focusing so much on chest.
does this look like such has happened?
cause sometimes i feel i look different to others who are around my size.

thanks fellow fitters.

when you do incline/decline press you actually work your shoulders a liitle bit.
but you definitelly have to work all mucles every week.
I did the same mistake but with different muscles. I only worked my chest, upperback and sometimes legs for a year. Now i look all fucked up because my arms are small as fuck and I look verty unsymetrical.

Yer fine.
If you are worried about symmetry, do more upright rows.

That pic is kinda accentuating it because of your "hands in pockets" pose. If you were standing there like cartesian man, it would be easier, but don't bother, because we are bored of you already.

there are plenty of posture appeasing exercises that u can do at home or even at your gym. ask a trainer/physiotherapist about your posture if u think its an issue
