Hello /fit/A little question for many of you, although preferably not the disgusting newfags who hang out here at times.I have turned rather nocturnal recently due to a project I am working on. However in the last two days I have slept for about 26 hours. I don't normally sleep more than about 7-8 in a day. But for whatever reason, I have been sleeping in 4-5 hour chunks, only awake for a few hours at a time after each. I wouldn't say I feel too unhealthy at the moment, other than the typical smokers slight shortness of breath, and the accompanying chest pains every occasion.Tell me fit, what is your diagnosis?pic completely unrelated.Also - tl;dr? Fuck off.
Maybe your body is trying to catch up back onto a normal sleep schedule
