Sup /fit/So i went to the gym for the first time in about 2 months today. Although I'm not the in the best shape, I'm not quite overweight (5'9, 160).I used to do squats regular, but having been on /fit/ a lot since i used to work out, I decided to do SKWATZ like a motha fucka.After my first set of 10 (210 lbs, right at parallel with my knees) my hamstrings were SHOT. the rest of me was fine until my third set, but hammies were almost destroyed-tired.I'm not walking tomorrow, I'm pretty sure.but anyway, is that normal?

thats some solid strength. try hitting deeper. rock bottom will work your quads more and fix that imbalance
Yes it is normal. Especially if you went straight to 210 after a 2 month sojourn.
