Is it possible to dislocate one's sternum? Last night while... ah, practicing yoga, there was an audible popping noise and a sharp pain in my chest. The whole front of my chest became incredibly sore, and it was painful to flex my shoulders forwards or back. By now most of the pain has subsided, but the spot between the body and manubrium of my sternum is still very sensitive to touch or pressure. It feels bruised, but my heart is still beating, and my lungs seem to function as normal. Should I be worried?

I've had a similar pain before, our trainer said it was just a pulled muscle.

Your sternum is not a joint, it can not be dislocated. It can, however, be broken.

You probably have internal bleeding. This is your punishment for trying to suck your own cock.

Faggot.
