I'm 5'3" and 90lbs. I feel like crap all the time. I have no energy and I always want to sleep. Am I unhealthy?
maybe you're depressed
>>72928I am depressed too. I'm not sure why it's more than usual, though. I'm also getting kind of paranoid. I keep imagining my friends will randomly kill me or something
Exercise, it'll get you feeling energetic again.I was like you, all tired and stuff at home, then I got out and ran and stuff and ate well. Now I have alot of energy, sometimes I wanna go out and run while I'm trying to fall asleep.
>>72935Ah, the thing is, I also run around a lot. Like I get these impulses to just zoom around the room for a while. I don't run constantly, though. Just for a few minutes at a time. It's hard to explain. I'm both extremely hyper and extremely tired.
You should join our club.
It's a bit obvious you DONT EAT ENOUGH FOOD!Eat! Especially natural desserts like fruit and such. You may not like them at first, but in a week you'll be addicted to them (kindof like junk food)
>>72999I don't have any time or desire to eat. I'm a poor college student, so I can't afford to go grocery shopping. And the dining hall never seems to have anything good and I'm usually too busy to go there anyway.
>>73265If not having enough of your own money is the only thing stopping you from eating right, see if your parents will cover basic, healthy groceries. There's no reason to pay however many thousands of dollars for college if you're gonna be wiped out all the time and miss out on opportunities. The grocery money is a small investment for a big return, in this context.
Eat more. you can find cheap yet healthy shit on stores but you have to make time to prep them.Eggs, canned fish, bread, cheese etc
>>73265Another broke collegefag hereOn the occasions when you do get to the dining hall, wear cargo pants and smuggle out as many sammiches as you can carry. I'm doing it now, works great.
Holy f'ing shit, 90 pounds is severely underweight. EAT.
You might have a hormonal imbalance.Consider going to the campus health department, and tell them your symptoms. Request a blood test, and possibly an adrenal stress test.
eat properly and exercise. if that doesnt work after a few months then get your ass to a doctor because you might have a thyroid or adrenal condition. simply eating more may make you even more tired. the key is to eat proper food and in appropriate amounts.
>>73415Echoing this, because it's what I deal with. 5'8", 106 lbs.
>>73265I don't have any ... desire to eat.Well that's just too bad, you know? Unless you've got a desire to be perpetually sluggish and underweight, eating (healthy) is your job. Once you eat properly for a while you won't want to stop doing that either.
Go buy some you lightweight, tired faggots
