Hey /fit/,I have a little problem I'd hoped you could solve.I need to tone up the lower part of my chest (as shown in the picture), you see I have been bench pressing for quite a while so the upper chest is rather toned, but the bottom part isnt.Can anyone suggest any exercises (I have a bench at home and dumbells).Thanks.(Pic is related but isnt me, just to point out where I mean)
Decline bench. It's like incline, only in reverse.
You don't need to "tone up" any specific part of your chest because you don't have a chest to "tone up" to begin with. Eat more and bench harder.

Try doing some decline bench presses, decline dumbell presses, things of that sort.
you can also do pullover.. it helps the lower chest
