Hey /fit/,

So apparently I have a chronic rotator cuff tear (self-diagnosed from interwebz). Performed the whole 'Holding arm at 90 degree angle then putting weight on it' bit and my arm immediately dropped.

My question for you guys is, what can I do to fix this? I have a feeling that it's just a re-aggravation of a previous injury from when a friend of mine and I were wrestling around and he tossed me with a kimura hold. I'm a pretty big guy so I hit the ground hard with him still holding on to my arm and I couldn't move my arm for about a month. For some reason this flared up again a few days ago for no apparent reason. Help me /fit/.

From what I've read all I can do is just to ice it and make sure not to use it. Anything you guys could add would be greatly appreciated.
