evening guysso I loaded up a bar with alot of weight and did 10 reps, pumping my biceps for 1-2seconds at the top of my rep.I did this like 5 times, my biceps feel fucked.is this ALL i have to do to get massive biceps?(subtract diet, squatz i know all that im asking about arms.)seems like bodybuilding takes no effort at all (theoretically speaking)
