Hey guys, im 6'3 and weigh 128 lbs. Ive weighed the same since I was 13 and well, im 23 now. Been trying to gain weight for 10 years, but ive never gained a single pound. I cant eat any more than I already do, I lift weights three times a week and Ive been giving numerous clean bills of health ruling out any disorders causing problems.

I'm running out of ideas, what should I do?

Then you can't gain weight. It's that simple. It's not that you can't, it's that you won't. There's nothing stopping you from putting away a few more hundred calories in a day.

If your caloric intake isn't greater than your expenditure, you're not going to gain any weight. Your options are to either man up and, heaven forbid, eat when you're full; or stay a skinny bitch until you die.

you can get stuff that is incredibly cheap... so unless you're homeless it should be easy to add extra cals

I feel bad for you pal, all I can say is if you want to get bigger you'll have to work your ass off for it. You could work a part time job and use the funds to stuff your face.

dude I hear you, Im also very tall and very thin. It gets very expensive. I think whats most aggravating about it is getting stronger but not larger or at least by much. Its like all the work half the gains.

Bullshit. You can, you just aren't. Aren't is not can't. Don't eat 3 3 course meals, eat 5 1-2 course meals a day. Eat until you are stuffed, then do it again 2-3 hours later, regardless of whether or not you feel hungry.

Also, since you sound cheap, peanut butter is your friend. Find some high protein whole wheat bread and slather it with NATURAL peanut butter.

The fact that you can barely afford enough to eat is more of a life problem than an "I can't get big problem".

Plan for the future man; get a career, go back to school, do what you have to do or it's going to be a long ride.
