65 grams of musli
about 200 ml of 1.6% fat milk
A banana
3 egg whites
And 2 spoons of honey

yo OP, don't diss the egg yolks, shit's good for you.
Eat nuts, berries, QUARK(man! I LOVE QUARK!), tunafish in a can with bread or tuna steaks, RED MEAT RED MEAT RED MEAT, cottage cheese and shit. Banana and chicken wings after workout is probably not enough. QUARK it up. Also, eat one hour before workout and immediatly after. Eat at least 5 times a day, eat every three hours and always something with high protein and fiber to keep you nourished and /fit/ http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_(food)
