Pushups Anonymous
I've started doing pushups daily since about 2 months ago. The problem i'm having is, i can do 20 in one set easy, and 25 if i push it. but i can't seem to get any more reps than that. Anyone have suggestions?

Eh, yes it will increase your strenght, your core strenght to be precise, but you're right about the muscle mass.

I add on ten pushups per month at my own pace. I'm up to 8 sets of 60 reps within an alloted time.

I can max at 120 reps if I push all my endurance into it and spare nothing else.

What if I'm already pretty good can I start straight from week 4 for example?
