/fit/ im stuck at 156 lbs im 5'8 tall and i've been eating 2600 cals a day (keeping track of it using fitday) 90-110 fat 230-250 carbs 180-190 protein.

so what am I doing wrong?

With all those carbs he most likely wants to gain.

Bump up calorie intake to 3000, 2600 isnt enough for you to grow at this point. Keep the same carb, protein intake ratio.
