Dear /fit/ when is the best time to take this stuff? If I want energy throughout the day, should I take one at night with dinner (for the next day) or in the morning with breakfast? Also, is it safe to take these everyday? (vitamin overdose) Lastly, what exactly is a dietary supplement? i am just taking these for energy. Thanks

A dietary supplement is just what it says. It's something extra you take in order to supplement your normal diet, meaning real food.

Unless there's a GNC rep floating around /fit/, your best bet is to just read the directions or recommended dosage on the bottle.

Bottle says recommended 2 pills per day with food. It doesn't mention when to take them though and I want to known when I should take them for optimal efficiency. So no one else takes these or other dietary supplements?

If it's for energy, take it with breakfast and lunch. Eating it at dinner time will only keep you up all night.
