Say /fit/ I have been doing pushups for the first time in forever and when I do I get a weird shocking sort of tingle up from my palm to my tricep, it freaks me out because it is not a feeling I am familiar with and especially not so regurlarly, please let me know what it is.

I don't know what it could be. Keep doing them and see if it doesn't stop. It might just be your body getting used to doing this exercise. If it doesn't go away after two weeks (that's three days of pushups per week) then come back and ask again, or do your own google research you helpless pathetic faggot.

I'll show you later.

Probably pushing on a nerve. Put more of your body weight on the upper end of the metacarpals (the area right below where you fingers start).

You're likely putting too much pressure near the carpals and squeezing off a nerve or two.

Smart guy.

Might also be tendon issues. Stretch your wrists before training to improve flexibility.
