/fit/, I'm currently in the process of loosing ~50 pounds. I've lost 12 already, and its a slow-going process. I'm really petite chick, 5'2" and currently 165. My upper body is fine, sans the flab on my arms, but its my hips/thighs/stomach that are really heavy.
I'm incredibly worried about excess skin at the end of my weight loss program.
Any tips on how to tighten the skin or make sure not to have too much excess skin?
Thanks.
Pic related, I don't want to end up looking like him haha.

Yeah, I fucking get it, I'm fat. I'm trying to fix it. You don't need to be a douche when I'm just asking for advice.

You won't end up with loose skin losing 50lb providing you're not an idiot and lose it properly. An impossibility for a woman i know, but one can only hope.

The only way to lose excess skin is surgery. You shouldn't have excess skin from losing 50pounds tho.

A lot of times people will get that flappy loose skin from losing weight TOO quickly. Even on those people it will eventually tighten up with continued exercise and general toning, but if you're very concerned about it then there are basically two choices: one is to lose weight gradually and don't go on a "crash" diet. The other is to go ahead and drop all that weight at once and then go get some surgery to clean up the flappy skin, but this is a poor choice IMO.

You generally see this kind of thing on people who get gastric bypass surgery. They deflate like a balloon and are left over with lots of extra skin, but this seldom is a big problem for people who lose weight with just cardio and proper eating.

Don't worry, chances are I would still fuck you regardless, so there ya go.

you can really tell theres a difference in respect when comparing sites like 4chan and bb.com

my advice is to loose weight at a steady state, but not too fast. maybe 5 a month. that would take you 10 months.

this will give time for your skin to place itself. there has to be oils that tighten the skin, or botox.

True, people usually only get excess skin after losing 80-100+ pounds.
