Hi /fit/. I need some help with a problem. Since I was 14, (five years ago) I was taking an anti psychotic and an anti-depressant up until last month. Over five years, the anti psychotic made me gain about 120 lbs through overeating and lack of exercise. Since then, I've already lost 28 lbs (12.7 kilos). Though, I feel like I'm not losing it in the best way. When I quit my pills, in the last two weeks, I stopped wanting to eat. I'm rarely hungry. I'll have maybe some juice and toast for the whole day and I'm set. I don't want to eat if I'm not hungry, but my boyfriend is concerned since I'm not eating much anymore. Does /fit/ have any suggestions?

Eat and fucking exercise? Are you dumb?

Stay the fuck away from drugs, is the first thing. Slowly start with getting exercise back into a normal daily routine, and if you are eating very little, try to space it out during the day so that you can get used to eating at regular intervals again, then increasing the portion sizes from there.

This would be funnier without the comma.
