so i tried tabata intervals for the first time today. plan was four minutes/8 cycles alternating between sprints and bodyweight squats.

i essentially collapsed after the fifth cycle

WHEN AND HOW DOES THIS SHIT GET POSSIBLE?!

It never really gets easier because as you get better you run faster, but you'll always be near collapsing by 6-8. However, after a month you'll be happy with the fat loss.

Holy shit, I just started doing this exercise only a week ago. One thing I noticed, after my second session, I didn't feel as tired as I did the first time. My first time, I collasped and couldnt get back up for half an hour after finishing the 8th cycle.
