Okay /fit/,

I have a bit of a dilema of losing some weight around my hips/thighs/inner thighs and my upper arm areas.
I'm 5ft and 8st and very curvy (not fat), so im trying to balance it out.

Does anyone know any good exercises/diets to lose fat/weight around these areas?
I know most of my build is due to mediterranean genes.

You can't really target areas as far as weight loss is concerned. On 7chan's /fit/, they describe it like this: if you take a bucket of water out of a pond, does the water just decrease where you dipped the bucket, or does the total water level of the pond go down? Obviously you can't just remove it from just one area.

That being said, if you do weight training exercises for those areas, you can help some of that extra weight "sit" better. Curls and tricep exercises will help your upper arms, twisting sit-ups will exercise your hips, and there's plenty you can do for legs.
