Anyone else vegetarian?
I've been one for about 10 years.
It started with a bet that I couldn't eat meat for a year, and meat was always kinda gross after that.
I know it really isn't healthy, but it is too hard to eat meat, makes me vomit.

On a side note, I hate when people say they're vegetarians but eat fish and turkey. THAT ISN'T VEGETARIAN FAGGOT.

like i dont know where you live but theres bound to be a health store nearby, gnc or something like that. if youre really worried about the vitamin loss just purchase a multivitamin. they have pretty good ones at gnc that ive noticed and even include all kinds of delicious things such as herbs and antioxidants/amino acids. its like 50 dollars for a good bottle of vitamins but its sort of worth it. or is it? Not all vegetarians are scrawny douchebags, or hXe kids, or doing it for moral superiority.

There are tons of reasons to be a vegetarian. There are tons of reasons to not be.

It's getting pretty boring wading through responses of "animal protein is the only protein!" And yeah, it takes more work to bodybuild on a veg*n diet. It also takes more work if you're genetically fucked.

Guess what? I'm happy not eating cruelty, pesticides, antibiotics, growth hormones, pus, shit, piss and whatnot. If you enjoy that kind of thing there's plenty of all of it to go around.

I do also happen to enjoy all the benefits of all the vegetables I eat. Antioxidants, phyto-nutrients, natural sources of vitamins, minerals, beta carotenes, and more are pretty cool by me.

no. you'll get metabolic imbalances and coagulation problems, which might kill you faster and more silently. but don't buy the pills, just balance your diet and remember to eat your veggies fresh and uncooked and your milk in cartons .

My sister went vegitarian for like six years because she said she lost the firey animal rights activism that made her adopt it in the first place (my dad took her to a farm where he could get a fresh lamb slaughtered for Easter and let her watch the slaughter)

Whether you eat meat or not has no bearing on health. You can gain sufficient nutrition assuming you know how to eat properly from a vegetarian diet, easily.

Protein is not a sparse nutrient, there are millions of ways to get it. Cottage cheese, which is just curdled milk, milk itsef, occasionally tofu, lentils, jesus you can even buy vegetarian protein shakes at 17 grams per scoop.
