You must get a lot of this so I'll try keep it to the point...

I'm unfit, and lazy. I'm not fat, a little on the average/skinny side. I was wondering if you guys could recommend a weekly routine with bodyweight exercises that'll be easy for me to start off with until I can do something a little more intense. Throw in a rough diet if you like, but I know to pretty much follow "more protein = good".

I'm looking to become more toned, flexible, and stronger than I am at the moment. I would also like to be faster with my arms, legs, feet & hands, as I'm looking to work up to decent Parkour standard. I don't want to jump straight into Parkour, as work and studies take up most of my time (hence the lack of motivation to get out there & exercise) and I think to start off in the deep end will be a bad thing...

P.S. I can do pullups, and used to go to the gym an average of 2 times a week back in college (I'm at University now). I also used to jog in school marathons when I was a kid. My arms are pretty weak, and I have no weights (for the moment, that is).
