Sup Fit.
Im no good with numbers. i need alittle help.
Im 150lb 6'2 17yo.
I tried to put together a diet chart but i get lost in numbers easily maybe its a learn disability.
Could someone give me a diet, or atleast an outline of what i should be eating.
I got everything i need i just need to know pre-portions
i know i should have 1g of protein per pound of body weight and 3g of complex carbs for every pound of body weight.
I have plenty of multi vitamins and such, just need a diet to start.

you're making rocket science out of something that isn't. just eat frequently and keep your ratios something in the region of 40% protein, 50% carbs, 10 to 15% fat. roughly. tweak it as you go along. most of this is determined by genetics and calorie needs/results required

Eat lots of veggies and food with lots of protein.

Avoid too many fats and carbs.

Eat slowly till you feel full, don't eat when you are not hungry.

Diets are shitty options, what you need to do is to change your eating habits. Going on a diet, also means going off one when the result is gained. What then? Pig out and +20lbs to your starting point.

I dont eat enough to begin with my diet is quite bad to begin with.
I usually dont eat breakfast cause im in a rush.
Dont get a lunch often because i dont have time in the morning.
I usually get home and eat an emense amount of food.
example. 2 sandwiches,4 pizza pockets, 4 waffles, bowl of a high suger cereal, and coke.
then have a normal supper with the family 2 hours later.

I plan to change my foods. I know I need alot of vegatables im eating alot of carrots and low fat dairy products for my skin.
Dirt like pizza pockets and sugar cereals have to go, Im sort of over them anyway they make me sick now.

I was mainly asking for a diet idea. not so much a manditory arangment.
Like what is an average breakfast, average lunch, and average dinner.
Really what I'm saying is I've really never been taught.

first thing you need to understand is the concept of eating clean. the second thing you need to understand is that your diet is imperative if you want results. what do you want to achieve? gains or losses?
