/fit/ I need help with eating healthy to loose weight. I workout 3 times a week with biking for cardio and about an hour of lifting(3x5 sets on squat, bench, deadlift and 3x8 for most other lifts like db curl).

At home for breakfast I have eggs and mix it up by cooking fried, poached or scrambled. Dinner is usually some sort of soup or baked chicken with vegies. But my lunch is garbage i buy from safeway. I bring fruit like banana's and apples but usually get bagles and cream cheese to go with.

Can /fit/ suggest some healthy easy-to-prepare meals for my lazy ass to eat?

and if your working out like you say you are you will eventually start losing weight. but it might take a week or two before you start losing it. and another thing your NOT going to lose a lot of weight fast it takes time. and it is healthy if you eat properly.

OP asked for suggestions on "healthy easy-to-prepare meals", not how to lose weight.
