Okay I'm 6'1", 179lb. About 12% body fat. I want to get down to 7-8%. So far recently here's what I've been eating:Bowl of Total for breakfast and a serving of oatmeal for lunch (both with fresh blackberries and banana in them), for dinner - a salad and a serving of lean meat (usually chicken breast). On top of that I take at least 75g of whey protein a day.And here's what I've been doing:Every other day is intense pushups/pullups/decline situps/and free weights for muscle groups that aren't covered by those. I'm pretty sure it's effective because on off-days I'm really fucking sore everywhere and I've definitely seen improvement. Aside from that, I try to get in at least half an hour of intense cardio (kind of pseudo-HIIT) on off-days.I already have a pretty decent amount of muscle everywhere (at least for what I'm going for, and that is not to get XBAWX HEUG), so I guess I'm really just trying to cut fat without losing any of it. Is this a good plan or should I change something? So far it seems to be working but I'm hardly a fitness guru.

>>123857Your diet isn't very good. How many calories are you getting everyday? When are you taking your protein?
>>123997I take the protein after I exercise. Not sure how many calories total. Maybe 1400? I thought that was how you cut fat though.
