Dear /fit/, I've been doing arm curls with free weights whenever I feel like it during the day, usually amounting to 3,4, or 5 reps a day. What are the effects of not taking a day to rest my arms? Would I continue to build muscle?

look at it this way: training is stimulating your muscle. rest is letting your muscle rebuild. rest is where all the action happens: muscle grows and you become stronger. training is just lighting the fuse; rest days are when the dynamite explodes.
