I just wanted to know where fat burning usually starts it. Most people get it at the theighs and stomach.

So if person like me jogs everyday for half an hour, would I see smaller theighs before the stomach fat goes away? or vice versa?

It doesn't start anywhere. There's no such thing as spot reduction. For most men though, fat builds first in the stomach area so if you lost weight it may seem like you're losing it in the stomach area. For women, fat stores in their hips and thighs first.

the area that stores the most fat is the last to go when losing, the fat is harder to break down. For guys it's the gut, for girls it's thighs and ass or whatever. First place you gain is the last place you lose.
