ok /fit/, so im trying to lose 20-30lbs asap. i am 200lbs, 6'3 currently: what are my best options for losing this weight? doing the elliptical for 20 minutes and achieving 1.5 miles, or using the cycle machine for 20 minutes and achieving ~7-8 miles?
