Too sugary? Just right?

I usually have it for breakfast whenever I opt for cereal, but I see a lot of people mentioning "good" and "bad" cereals. I've had the -really- "good" cereals before (like, pure flax or fibre) and they taste like shit pellets unfortunately.

What do you guys think ?

Oh man!! I was waiting for a cereal thread XD

I LOVE to eat the mini-wheats BUT...I usually warm up the milk until it's warm-hotish. THEN I add about one tablespoon of honey and swirl till it mixes THEN I add the mini-wheats BUT I wait for like 2-3 minutes until they are all soggy. HMMMM! Delicious. Especially on those cold winter days.

What are you talking about? You can have healthy cereal. A nice meal for a dieter or even someone who is working out.

oatmeal really doesnt take long. put some in a bowl, add double that ammount of water, and throw it in the microwave until it rises to the top of the bowl. only takes a minute or two in total.
