Sup /fit/?I'm a skinny guy as you can see (67kg/148lbs), but the last 3 months have gotten me a bit bigger, lots of dumbell lifting and pushups and eating is what I did.But I want more (mass/look less skinny), I cant seem to gain any weight on my current diet which is:-3 loafs of bread with jam in the morning-3 loafs of bread with meat in the afternoon-Dinner (which is always good food, not junk...meat/potatoes/veggies)-Mammoth 2500 gainer shake, 500ml about 1600 calories.-a big Tuna Salad with tomatoes and Bertolli olive oil.-Yoghurt before I go to bed.I'm getting a clubcard for the nearest Gym soon, but I want to gain more weight in the meantime, what can I change about my 'diet' to gain faster?I smoke (tried to quit...im weak) so i know that doesnt help me.Comment too long. <- loaf of bread.wtf you eat 6 a day?regardless, your legs weigh more than your torso, logically if you want to gain weight, you gotta start there.
You can only go so far with the home gym. Eventually, no matter how effective your diet, you need to increase resistance to gain mass. Just keep doing what you are doing until you have a gym membership.

Do weighted pushups and situps, do dumbbell squats and flies and overhead presses etc.Also change your breakfast to oatmeal, it's 100x better than bread with jam, slow releasing carbs gives you energy for several hours

>>274712nope- its pretty hard to spot gain and even harder to spot reduce.if you work all of the muscles in your body, you will grow. if you only work your arms- well, thats a small muscle, and you wont gain weight or size, because your body isnt pushed hard enough.not saying you wont look bigger.. but, it will be much harder.
well thanks for the suggestions and advice so far anon, guess ill wait until i can afford going to the gym.I guess ill ask someone there to help me out for what machines to use etcetera.My stamina for running/biking is total shit from all the years of smoking/not moving a lot, if i would hit the treadmill a lot, that will prevent a lot of weight gain right? should i skip it?

Eat 5000 calories a day. Steak, pork, cheese, tuna, ham, tons of milk, bread, pasta, oatmeal, peanut butter, olive oil, flax seeds, fruit... everything.

You have been eating negative quantities of food. Instead of eating -3 loafs of bread at each meal, try eating +3 loafs of bread.Problem solved.

You're not eating enough or properly, wtf is this bread and jam in the morning shit? Get some oats and eggs into you, bread with meat? Wtf get some brown rice and a hunks of chicken and shit. You want to be taking whey straight after you lift and shit too.Before bed eat a whole pot of cottage cheese.

White bread has shitloads of calories, about 60 per slice. Get some chiken kievs, cook them along with some chips and peas, cut them open and fill them with cheese and put some full fat butter on the peas then put some of the kiev, chips, peas in a sandwich and enjoy. Wash down with a litre of non diet fizzy drink. Try and eat some crisps during the day as well, average of 120 calories per packet (30g)
