HAY GUYS.

So I was sitting here trying to put togheter some training with some help from I site I got from you guys.

Then I saw there is several exercises for chest. Should I do all of them of do they just put them there just to give me something to choose from? Do I train my chest in different ways with the different exercises? If so, does that count with all the muscle?

tl;dr - Should I do all the exercises or just one for every part of my body I'm going to train?

You should alternate the flat chest press with the incline chest press.

Flies are optional.

Flat bench is all you need to start, once the weight stops on that you should mix it up somewhat.
