I'm sure this has been asked many times before in /fit/ but what exercises can i do inside the house? I'm looking to do 20 minutes of exercises in the morning, but i don't have time to go out to a gym or anything. What would you recommend i do without specialist machinery to improve general fitness more so than strength?

Push ups, crunches, stretching. Just moving your body in directions you don't typical move them to for a period of time will give you a decent workout.

I'm new to excerising, but having stairs in my house I run up and down them, making sure to stretch before and after. I'm also doing crunches.
