This is my favourite.

Yogurt (any flavour)
A handful of spinach
30 grapes
Flax seed
Couple of icecubes

Keeps me full for at least 6 hours. DOES NOT taste like spinach at all. If it does, add more fruit.

I use milk. And cytogainer. Tastes like chocolate milk.

Brand whey makes me want to puke. You faggots can force it down and feel manly all you want. Isn't going to help. I'll enjoy my shake.

I like cytosports muscle milk collegiate. I have almost every flavor. my favorite though:
4 scoops vanilla muscle milk
3g chewable glutamine
2 scoops of celltech hardcore orange
1 tbs EFA

You'll have an vanilla-orange swirl ice cream tasting shake when mixed with milk, also with water but a little less calories.

I used to just throw in whey and water too. Nutrition over taste, you know. But when I realised I could bung several things in there and come out with a more beneficial shake, I thought why not. A few months of experimenting has brought me to:

1 scoop of whey powder
1 scoop of powdered egg white
1 boiled egg white
1 tbsp peanut butter
Maybe 1 small carton of yoghurt
1 banana
4 strawberries
4 tbsp strawberry juice
3 - 4 ice cubes
1/2 pint of milk/water

1/2 frozen peach
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
3 ice cubes
2 scoops vanilla flavoured whey isolate
1 oz coconut milk
