sup /fit/?

I'm going off to Hong Kong in a few weeks, and I was wondering what sort of exercises I can do while I'm abroad. Seeing as luggage is limited to 21kg, I can't bring my dumbbells. The only things I can bring are my gloves and speed ropes.

Here's what I currently do with 17.5kg per dumbbell (except 10kg per dumbbell for tricep kickbacks):

Bicep curls
Concentration curls
Hammer curls
Wrist curls
Tricep kickbacks
Tricep extensions
Rear delt rows
One arm shoulder press
Upright rows

essentially, this. You can do crazy heavy pushups just by putting your feet up on a couch or bed and wearing a backpack. Experiment with different hand positions. narrow will hit inner chest/front delt/tricep, wide position will hit outer pecs/serratus. A couple of chairs and you can do pike dips. Back is tricky on the road. One arm rows are the easiest to duplicate off of a hard top chair. But what to lift? Your ropes should cover cardio
