Sup /fit/. I look a bit like this. No, not Alice(though I have long hair), Tweedledee or Tweedledum. I gained weight, and it all went to my stomach/midsection, not my arms or legs. If you're wondering how I got this way, my diet is healthy(my grandma cooks for me), but I sit at my computer and get almost no exercise.

Are there any particular excercises that would help with that stomach area? Currently I'm starting to take long walks, with some up/down hill.

I'm also trying to increase my stamina so I can run long distance eventually(right now I tire out at 10 minutes or so). Will takind iron and calcium help? Or are there othersupplements that are good for it?

umm telling us what she cooks can help determine whether its healthy or not. Its highly likely what you consume may not be ideal for a weight loss program.

You cannot spot reduce. Just do some intense cardio and lifting. Research on what a REAL healthy diet is.
