Hi /fit/,Don't ask me why but I really hate doing sit-ups. Not because it's physically tiring but because I find it uncomfortable.Is there any stuff I could use to make it less uncomfortable? Some low-cost machine or whatever?
Do bicycle crunches
SQUATZ was here, sit-up is a loser.
Don't lift your pelvis off the floor, if you do you're doing it wrong.
Put heavy dumbbells in your hands while doing them.xD
Do them until you LOVE them.I use a rolled up towel when I do mine. (pic related)
