I have a simple training question /fit/

I've been lifting for about three weeks, focusing primarily on strength. I've been focusing on compound lifts mainly, squats, deadlifts, benchpress, pullups and such, but I don't feel like I'm doing nearly enough. Can I really get that much stronger just by lifting three times a week and resting for four days? Or should I do more?

Just because you don't feel muscle soreness doesn't mean you're not getting stronger. You are the only person who can gauge whether or not more training would be appropriate for your body. If you just started and you feel like this then you should probably increase intensity of the exercise before increasing the frequency.
