Hello /fit/. I'd like your help.You see, I'm overweight. By no means, fat. But overweight. I'm 5'3, male. 134lbs. I'm pretty sure that my normal weight range is 120-128lbs. Now, I did weigh 150lbs. (Jelly Rolls Jelly Rolls nobody loves me, etc) I've been eating less, and more healthy. I havn't been starving myself. I've been losing roughly 2 pounds a week. As for exercise, I don't have a regular regime. However I try to do sit-ups, squats, and push-ups every night. Not many, 20-30. So my question is this:Amidoinitrite? Picture unrelated, because if I didn't tell you, how would you know?
w/o any cardio your current workout routine wont do much for losing weight. I suggest your start running. Start by doing 1 mile 2-3 times a week. Time yourself and try to beat the time by a little bit every time you go running.
Hm. By running, do you mean literal running, or jogging? Because running for a mile would kill my already pathetic lungs, I think. Anyway, I'll try it.
Do it at your own pace. If that means walking half the way then thats fine eventually it will become a breeze to run for 3 miles or more.

In b4 fag or man-bitch, I used to run 5 mi./day 6 days/week.I prefer eliptical or stationary bike to jogging/running. Less compaction of knees easier on them. (I have bad knees)Also the variety programs on stationary bikes helps me to keep it non-dull.
