Will skipping help me lose my unsightly beer gut and flabby man boobs?

Too many of you guise ask the same question in different ways..."if I do x will i become fit?"

The answer is: yes, until you hit your plateau. I've learned you can't rely on one fucking thing to take care of all your problems. Mix it up, circuit training, run, free weights. No one thing is going to get you where you want to go.

Pic unrelated but good for motivation.

You are correct, sir. Worried the fat one is going to eat/absorb them.

Indeed it will. Jump rope is a great way to burn fat.

Depends on how fast and long you manage to keep jumping, the results will be better! (Burns approx. 1000 kcal/h)

ive been wondering this too. i dont have a big gut or anything or huge moobs, but its clear im not cut and less fit than i'd like to be.

if i dont change my diet (its very little carbs at this point, and moderate lean meat intake, and moderate fruits/veggies, minimal fiber) but i add say... 200 pushups, 200 crunches, and 30min of jump rope 3x a week, can i change my predicament?

How do I HIIT with it?
I just did 5 cycles of 1 min jumping and 30 seconds rest, I'm feeling like I could do it atleast two more times, should I up the jumping time to 2 mins and leave the walking/resting at 30s?
