Hey /fit/ im 5'11 190lbs, im trying to lose more weight i used to be at 225 and until i picked up the habit of running and eating right, but this is fucking pissing me off, one day ill be 195 another 200, than back to 190, so on and so fourth, what the hell is going on here?

Weigh yourself once a week. There are many factors that contribute to your weight, such as water retention, as well as how much shit (literally) you have in you.

Weigh yourself every day and use an excel spreadsheet or something to make a rolling average of your weight over a period of months. You'll probably find even though your weight is all over the place every time you check it, over a certain amount of time, your average weight will decrease.
