I'm doing abs daily and I was wondering which is better overall: 120 without extra weight or 45 with four kilos behind my head?

Weighted would by my guess. Make sure you're doing different variations of crunches as well.

I'll start doing with the extra weight then. About a year I've been holding my beer belly back by doing abs. Works great.

Is one set of 45 a day enough to get results for next summer? I'm not aiming for sixpack but I'd like to show some muscle on my belly.

If you can do 45 reps per set, you're underdoing the weight.

most ripped people dont do abs. what you need to do is squat HEAVY and deadlift HEAVY, do that and have a great diet and you should get a fucking 8 pack in a few months. (if ur not a fucking fat ass)
