What do you recomment for upper peck muscle work outs? I bench and shit, but whats best for upper muscles for pecks?

I do dipped push-ups mainly because I lack a bench. Works with all types of push ups but I definitely feel it in my upper chest the next morning.

Do you even know what the pectoralis muscles look like? The minor one is beneth the major one, closer to your ribcage. Minors are being worked out whilst working the major STERNAL pectoralis (as in benchpress). the CLAVICULAR pectoralis, or the upper pecs, are being worked out, as said earlier, with incline benchpress. It ain't isolated workout though. If you wanna to that you have to do flies.

just do heavy bench, stop all this wank about trying to isolate different parts of your muscle to gain size. my bet is you hardly have any size in the first place so what is there to isolate?
