What is Creatin for and how does it work? Are there any side effects`?
The side effects are you will be swoll like a motherfucker. Shutup and drink your creatine! Also don't take capsules before your workout since they don't absorb as fast as powder.

My trainer basically said this: It's not steroids; it WILL sometimes help you get that last rep you might otherwise have not gotten. I haven't found it necessary yet but I may when I finally Plateau.
well...creatine is a substance your body naturally makes, but taking the powdered creatine and what not, will basically cause you to fill up with water like a baloon, and it slightly increases your performance at @ the gym or whatev
If you are a regular weight trainer with good enough diet and still find hard to gain muscle. do a Creatine program for 6-8 weeks. It doesn't build muscle directly but helps you to lift better and longer.
how does it compare to say NO2?
>>50244NO2 is used for delivering nutrients to your muscles. It has nothing to do with creatine. Use an NO2(deliver) product along with creatine(synthesize) and see what happens. You will like the results.
If you take creatine, make sure to drink lots of water. Otherwise your body will try to take it from other sources.
>>50259rofl. delivering nutrients? GTFONitric Oxide controls the circulation of blood, and transmits messages between nerve cells. It is viagra for your whole body. Dilates your veins and increases blood flow. Gives you the PUMP. It will help your body deliver 'nutrients', but it isnt what is doing it.
>>50327So uh, you realize he said that's what it's USED FOR right? Sure it doesn't directly help transfer nutrients but that's the reason you'd want to use it, so what he said isn't wrong.Pedantic anon is pedantic.
