I've read how the body is like a large body of water, you can't pick and choose where you'll lose your weight, it's an overall process.

I'm, however, discouraged with my current progress. It's been 2 weeks since I've hit a plateau. 6'2 185lbs benching roughly 10reps of 130, curls 10reps with 30. But my lower back still looks disgustingly flabby- so I need to exercise it.

Is there any exercise I could incorporate into a daily routine of benchpress, pulldowns, curls, sit-ups, that could focus on my lower back? Something that wouldn't require too much moving around of weights from the bar or bells. Also, any suggestions in getting past this plateau so I can gain more muscle mass? I eat regularly, and it's mainly protein and calcium with a generous portion of carbs(can't get away from them). thanks.

tl;dr what are some: lower back exercises and best ways to work out of a plateau
