Question Smoothie
If I'm jogging, and I want to work my shoulders, lats, and or biceps and possible pectorals... could I attach wrist weights to my biceps to add some resistance while jogging, or would this put strain on my tendons, etc.

do some sprints if you wanna work out your whole body. you'll feel it the next day.
