ive been drinking this stuff before my workouts for energy, is this good for workouts? is ther better stuff? also what do you take for energy?
I'm not familiar with the nutritional value of SoBe, but to be honest, I doubt it's good.I usually drink some dark coffee before working out, to boost my metabolism; and stay hydrated with water during the workout.
Better stuff to drink for workouts: Dihydrogen MonoxideTake for energy: Espresso

>>11167For all energy drinks I try to stick to the sugar free alternative (all drinks actually) to much sugar before a workout can goof up your body after during the growing period. Might not wreck it but won't be up to full potential
MUSCLE MILLLLLLLK
How much do energy drinks hurt you?I've been trying to get up earlier but it's hard to get going in the morning sometimes without that caffeine. The sleep schedule is adjusted now so I only need that emergency energy 1-2x a week, but is that 1-2x too many?
for energy, I eat food and sleep regularly.

>>11381yeah, i've been worried about the sugar and effect of high acidity on my teethI'll trade those risks for coffee-stained enamel any day.I've got a french press and burr grinder coming in the mail, so coffee will be a real possibility soon.
No one should ever drink energy drinks if they're serious about their work out. Shit is so full of calories it's insane.Seriously, folks. Water, and lots of it.
If you must, Propel is good.
