At the moment, your main concern needs to be about changing your lifestyle and establishing good nutritional and athletic habits. Results will come in due time. Patience and hard work are clutch. "Keeping your eye on the prize" is overrated and you can easily get discourage by how far off said prize might be. Instead, you need to focus on the here and now, and take one step at a time. Time passes faster than you think. You might not be at your stated goal in four or five months, but you'll be well on your way and you'll be able to achieve it eventually. That's all that matters, right?
