Hey /fit/, so I just did my squatz and I should do my HIIT.

Problem is my streets are dark and unlit. That doesn't bother me in itself, I run in the dark all the time with no real light.

Problem today is it was windy as fuck, there are a lot of branches in the street and I really don't want to trip while sprinting. Feels like shit man.

Anyway, so my question is, is it going to fuck me up if I try to do HIIT running tomorrow after I did SQUATZ today? I never really did them on different days before, so I am actually at a loss as to whether they'd really have a huge effect on each other, though I rather assume they would.

Worth noting, it is also about 30 degrees here, but that doesn't bother me. I've run in single digits here, granted the ice wasn't too bad.

Too many words, but I'll cut to the chase. Do whatever the hell you want to do. If you want to do some HIIT after your SQUATZ, go right on ahead. If you want to be a little pussybitch and not lose your fat gut, stay inside and have your little cup of cocoa you warm faggot.

For better or for worse that was all I needed to make me want to do it now.

Thanks... I think. Sigh.

HIIT and squats are both muscle-intense exercizes. You should just put it off if you can't do them on the same day.

If you have a fear of tripping on a branch it'll just make your HIIT moar intense, son. Fear makes you burn more calories.
