find a cereal or cereals you like (not the shitty sugary ones, a real one, like corn flakes or porridge/oatmeal)

and eat them all week; thats what i did for a while and it worked good.
should probably use the lower fat milk tho, i reluctantly made the switch myself a few months back but now i love it!
i have taken a particular like to porridge with cornflakes and a bit of brown sugar (much to the amusement and revulsion of everyone who sees me eating it)

i can easily watch someone wolf down a pizza or a burger and not want one nowadays (not that i dont like them...)

ya lost nearly a stone in about 6 weeks

(of course i gradually put it back on, but due to my tolerance of an occasional cereal diet, i didnt put on any more than originally,which usually happens with other 'diets' )

its not super fast, but it allows me remain smoking and drinking and im not constantly hungry allday
plus its unbelievably CHEAP!!! so i save a good bit at the end of every week!!!

cereal is one of the greatest inventions in history!!

-we all grew up on cereal
-cereal doesnt lie about its ingredients
-cereal doesnt crack your teeth
-cereal often comes with toys that even in adulthood
can seem like hours of fun
-cereal doesnt involve clean up (any spillage is taken
care of by the dog)

-cereal doesnt go on fire and cause the smoke alarm to

Eat a teaspoon of thermal paste a day. I know it sounds crazy, but the thermal compounds within the paste absorb lipid cells; that is, they basically suck in a lot of excess fat cells. Not recommended to those under 15% body fat, because you don't want it to eat up too much body fat (11% BF is a healthy number).

fruit loops and count chocula are little more than chopped and shaped sugar which provide little or no energy other than a quick jolt immediately after eating but which leaves you worn and hungry a short time later, similar to eating a macdonalds for dinner (your hungry again soon after)

corn flakes breaks down slower in your digestive system, leaving you with more energy and decreased hunger over a longer period.

Yes, but as I said, limit yourself to one teaspoon a day. You could probably take more if your bodyfat ratio is above 25%, but to be on the safe side keep it at 1 teaspoon.

Only in extreme cases, as if you take a LOT of it. That would be because it would absorb the majority of your bodyfat, and you can imagine the detrimental effects this would have on the brain.

So, to answer your question, it depends on how much more is taken. If a LOT more is taken (i.e, 10x or 20x the amount I recommended), you run the risk of severe injury. However, if you take it at the amount I suggested, you're well within safe limits and will be fine, and notice a lot of improvement.
