Ive been bulking for a while and want to start cutting. Im trying to change my diet from eating everything in sight to something a little better for gettin cut. Any ideas on what foods i should eat? Im thinking of sticking to oatmeal and cotage cheese whit protein shakes. Any good info would be greatly appreciated.

Alright, fine... if you want to cut down... up your cardio (Hiit) and stop overeating so much. Continue to eat good, large amounts of healthy foods, just not as much as before. The bf should start to drop, if not, eat a little less etc. until you achieve your desired fag pack + bicep look.

Seriosuly though... if you cut down from that, you'll look like a skinny little shit.

Shoulda squatted like a man and you'd look twice as good as you do now AND you'd have more muscle to show off.

Nows as good a time as any to add some more squats to help burn those calories... or do some box jumpin...run stairs with a backpack of weights... use the legs to cut with, and they'll catch up some.

im trying to do sqauts more often. The reason i dont like to do them is i dont feel the same pump i do when i work chest or arms.
Since it seems the general consensus is i shouldnt cut let me change my question.
How many times a week should I be doing squats. Ive heard that I should only do em once a week but that doesnt sound right.

If you don't feel a pump in your squats, you're probably just not doing them right.

A properly performed squat approaching your max weight is fucking awesome. You see results so fast, and the whole of your body starts to get bigger and bigger because of all the extra HGH released. Your back gets stronger, your abs get stronger, your legs ,your ass and your everything benefits immensely from a squat.

You just need to make sure you're doing them right.

Nah im tryin to get rid of my guy b/c i think it makes me look fat.
