i workout for an hour everyday if/when i have time (which is usually at least 4 times a week) and i have started eating smaller portions and healthier.how much do you think i can loose weekly by doing this?i dont remember when i started, but when i did i started weighing myself in the morning and i weighed 209, now i weigh around 203. its been at least a month or so, if that helps.
