look into a paleodiet. lots of fruits, veggies, and small amount of meat, drink only water. no soda, no high fructose corn syrup, if you can't pronounce the ingredient, don't eat the product. same goes if you have no idea what the ingredient is. Exercise is the other crucial key. Walk everywhere you go. Going to school should be ruled out, but walk home from school. you need to get your metabolism working again which walking and other cardio will do. Also, plenty of rest! 8hrs of sleep is a must.
