By upping it very slowly.
The more you do, the easier it will become over time, just avoid over doing it, and by avoid, I don't mean limitations, I mean don't fuck your self over for the next day.
Worst case scenario, if you hit the couch and can't move for the rest of the day, you'll have to force yourself to do the workout right when you get home.
Or you can just accept that busting your ass at work will slowly do it for you but before you can enjoy it you realize your crippled and have skin cancer.
I don't mean to come down on you, but you should save up, go to college and learn how to get an entry level desk job to avoid that crap, or if your dead set on houses, electrician.
