Hey /fit/, I lost 80 pounds recently, after that I started drinking protein shakes, eating energy bars, etc...Now, I have bulked up and can lift much more than before.Ways to cut back fat but keep the muscle?

Start jogging fatty. Muscle doesn't just disappear.
In order to maintain muscle but lose fat you should be on a more cardio based routine. Less lifting, more running/stairmaster/biking. All that.
