how to gain weight Anonymous

I can't seem to gain weight. I tried eating what I want and riding my bike (because muscle weighs more than fat) and I ended up going from 110 to 97 lbs.

Pic is me. Any suggestions?

Why on earth you want to gain weight is beyond me when you seem to have a healthly body but my suggestion is to add more proteins in to bulk up, focus on lean red meats and time to time drink a protain shake if your not adding weight in theni think you have hyper metabolism and your body burns up fat more quickly.

take pics of yourself wearing only your underwear. if you have a good bone structure you look fine even though you're very skinny. if you don't, then we'll advice you on how to gain more weight.

Cardio won't build muscle the way strength training will. Focus on strength training. Eat more food (FOCUS ON NUTRITION. BALANCED HEALTHY DIET. MORE CALORIES).
