Well I haven't been very active lately so I'm trying to limit my carb intake... I've noticed that EVERY cereal has a shitton of carbohydrates in them. Minimum I've seen is around 30/cup, and there are about 4 cups/bowl, so I'm taking in a whopping 120 carbs for a bowl of motherfucking cheerios. Don't put milk in it, though.

tl;dr, anybody know of a cereal with a low amount of sugar and carbs?
