Energy loss. Craig
Ive been exercising for about 3 weeks and have lost about 10 pounds. This 4th week I have absolutely no energy. Is there any multivitamins or foods that can help. I don't understand why I feel so fatigued.

sleep might be the problem also. I slept close to 12 hours today that cant be normal. I starting feeling really shitty after friday night that was my birthday and I got really drunk and wasted and got my right hand really nasty looking. I was punching a garage. Well after that day I have felt like shit.

I ate 1789 calories yesterday. Current stats are 207 and 6 feet tall.

you may want to start eating a little bit more, actually.

Breakfast = 2 whole wheat pieces of bread with 1 6 oz can of light tuna. 1 hard boiled egg.
Lunch = Apple , Bown of golden grahms.
Dinner = 2 cups of spaghetti and around 5 meatballs.
