I need some help.

I like to do jumping jacks and sit ups every morning but I have a problem with jumping jacks.

I have huge balls.

Every jumping jack I do hurts like fuck.

Any alternative in cardio other then running or a way to fix this?

i too have huge balls and like to do jumping jacks. i simply rest my huge balls on the night stand beside my bed while frolicking as i do my rigorous calesthenics. my huge balls are safe as babes in the cradle whilst i see to the rest of my fantastic body.

i suggest you invest in one of those tools they attach to a drill to castrate horses and cattle, it'll just twist your nuts right off. and you can do as many jumping jacks as you like.

I do all my physical stuff in briefs and save the boxers or boxer-briefs for the rest of the day. keeps your junk from moving around in strange ways.
