Hello /fit/

I had a question or two.

I'm 6'0 and 220. I had a cheat meal at midnight ( i know it's horrible but i"M going to do some push ups to help it along.

I play tennis two times a week. I run/walk 3-5 tiems a week usually an hour and a half. Then I do weights. I have recently quit smoking and gained 5lbs from that which is why i'm now 220. I stopped drinking and I don't drink soda.

What am I doing right and what am I doing wrong?

oh. I eat 3-5 times a day. I eat flaxseed with yogurt and some fruit for breakfast. a cliff bar or banana for a snack lunch is usually light like salad or a sandwich on a pita or a whole wheat tortilla. I've tried to change my dinner to light as well with soup and fruit.

Looks good to me. Are you going cold turkey with the smoking?

I quit cold turkey. it's been two weeks now. I have cravings but I chew a ton of gum and I use cinammon sticks. Water helped flush the nicotine out. I smoked for 8 years. Now I can jog about a mile without stopping. To me that's amazing.

I will have a drink tomorow but I'll only have a vodka tonic. I am playing tennis and running tomorrow as well.

Also I suggest a multi vitamin.
