Hey mis/fits/,My current commitment issues mean I can't get to the gym as often so I've decided to try a "mini" kind of workout at home.As such, I've bought a pair of 4 pound dumbbells. What's an inventive workout I can incorporate with them at home?And yes, that is low and I can go higher but I'm a girl and, in my personal experience (so I'm not talking for all girls), lower weights/higher repetition work better for my goals of all over fitness and just keeping pleasantly lean. I also have a treadmill.So far, I've worked out the following: standing lunges and stiff-leg deadlifts for legs and glutes., deltoid extensions, curls, seated overhanging tricep extension for arms/shoulders, incline flys for chest. My usual routine is three sets of twenty for each but I'm planning on working to failure with this and I'm interested in the results.Anything else I can add? Also, I need some ideas for my back.Thanks in advance for any input.
