Tell the other guy that the head of your penis rotted off after a trip to the Arctic just before you stick it in.

There are hundreds of threads about this topic. I suspect you are trolling me, but anyways, good one, maybe a 8/10...

tourniquet, palpate, stab at 15 degrees until pop, flatten and advance catheter. pull out needle, and get that line in, or there is gonna be blood everywhere. (keep your finger on the vein, if you let off, your gonna have blood everywhere)

Thanks. I've never done it before and we're learning and practicing on the same day. I suppose it wont be to hard. I'm just nervous about the guy sticking me.

You'll be fine... be quick when you put the needle in - if you slide it slowly in it will hurt the other person a lot.

Don't worry too much about trying to keep blood from squirting everywhere with cannulation, because no matter what you do, first time, it's gonna happen.

And doesn't your school have fake arms and shit? What are you, fucking Cuban?

Yeah they have fake arms. But isn't it a bit much to learn and do in less than a day? I know it's not real complicated but shit can go wrong right?
