/fit/, tell me if my leg workout is any good:* 3 sets of 8 reps for each exercise- Squats- Leg press- Standing calf raise- Seated calf raise- Straight leg deadliftI chose 3*8 because it seems like a good mix between strength and hypertrophy.

Squat harder, leg press less. As in, not at all, cause it's gay.If you're squatting deep enough (ATG), you won't need to use SLDL to work hamstrings, it'll be done for you.
Yeah I did ATG squats and I could barely do the Leg press after, my legs were shaking and destroyed.So maybe take out leg press and do one more set of squats or what?
