Dear /fit/.

Drug free bodybuilding sucks for the tall. I'm 6'7 and started at a skinny-fat 170. I bulked up to 245 then leaned back down to 209 lbs. Then bulked up to 230 and I'm about to lean back down to around 215, which should finally get me to around 10% where I should be lean for the first time and have a little muscle.

However I will still be skinny and have many years to go before I build a decent physique.

It's hard being tall and not being a skinny shit, /fit/

yeah but once you are a fucking tall huge monster, you are a fucking tall huge monster

yeah but it sucks more for short people because ANY fat on a short person makes them look really fat

take me for example: 13% body fat but i look overweight because I'm 5'8" and so my lovehandles look WAY out of proportion

a tall person wouldn't even HAVE discernable lovehandles at 13% because of length of torso

Do you guys even know what bodyfat % is?

I hear yer brother. Getting pumped is the hardest thing for ectomorphs. I'm 6'2 and I'm not even bordering an ecto-mesomorphic body type despite months of hardcore pumping and I AM considering taking creatine supplements.

yeah 6' 2" and 6' 7" are gigantic differences. I am your height and my friend is 6' 9" you can certainly tell physique wise but strength wise it isn't that obvious (he is strong as fuck).
