last friday i squatted 175lbs and did 100reps.

not in a row, took breaks it took 45 mins and my legs are still a bit sore

usually sets of two. never more than three unless i am doing 20 rep sets.

have to work on technique though.

I did alot of squats in high school because we had a weight lifting class.
Unfortunately, I don't have a lifting partner/spotter now, so I do pistol squats.
