Hello /fit/

i've been going to the gym for a while, and I feel like i'm on the right path, but i'm progressing very slowly. What sort of foods and exercises would you recommend I do to get bigger?

I used to be rather thin until i started working out.

I usually work out 5-6 times a week, usually throwing in cardio when im at the gym.

Monday, chest & arms, tuesday abs & legs, wednesday, back and chest, thursday abs & shoulders, friday back and arms, saturday abs and chest. I try to combine exercises when i can, but i rarely follow that schedule exactly.

I'm also 6'4, so i find it makes building muscle very hard for me. I currently weigh 193lbs

It's been about 2 months so far, i started at 184 and right now im at 193.

mon - chest front delts tri
tues - back traps n bis
wed - legs side delt caps and abs
thurs - chest front delts tri again (super set exercises)
fri - back bis (super sets again)

vary your routine. like op incorporate some super sets into your routine. keep your body guessing .
