I want to buy some under armour. I work in 32 degree temperature at a warehouse, so I am constantly freezing my dick off. I wear two coats, but whenever I do any running or lifting at work, I get really hot. I am also planning to use this when I workout at the gym. Is this a good investment for a cold dude?

unless you're jacked it will NOT make you look like the picture.

fuck the picture, I meant that I want something that will help cool me down when I am hot and keep me warm when I am cold.

I absolutely LOOOOOVE how everyone assumes that every topic somehow has to do with people wanting to be ripped. Someone talking about weight loss, all of a sudden everyone thinks they want to be ripped. Asking for advice on meals. Ripped. Etc.

Wait, so this stuff is supposed to keep your body temp at a decent level regardless of the environmental temp?

Yes its good.

I have some of the heat gear tops, and they work well for running in warm weather. Do they work any better than a similar Reebok/Nike/whatever synthetic material top? lolidunno Are they worth the $40+ pricetag? I guess so. If it helps, the "base layer" for snowboarders is somewhat similar to Under Armor.

I'm willing to spend the money, but will it be something that I can wear everyday?
