1.) Start reading all nutrient facts on everything you eat. 2.) YOU DON'T NEED TO STARVE YOURSELF! you need to eat 5-6 smalls meals a day of very healthy foods, you'll lose weight I promise. don't ever, ever try and just eat one or two meals a day, you'll starve yourself and your body will actually GAIN weight by eating less like this. Eat lots and lots of greens, cook up some broccoli and green beans with a bit of salt? delicious. Apples, bananas, grapes, low sugar oatmeal, soy, whole grains, salmon, berries, find ways to cook with all of these things. Remember, you shouldn't go ON a diet, because if you go ON a diet, then eventually you'll go OFF your diet, and gain weight back. You need to flat out change how you eat. 3.) You need cardio, a lot of it. If you can't run, then you need to bike ride, and you need to really push yourself, no easy peddling and floating around, really pushing yourself and your heart rate or else you're wasting time.
