Sweet Jesus.
Start slow, dont start cutting calories like a maniac, youll ruin your metabolism and dispose of the muscle you have (which youll need to lose those double man tits).
Stop eating sugar or sweets, or high fructose corn syrup of any kind, if your craving something its better to have chicken wings than cake.
Also go to skim milk, or no milk at all, it sucks ass, especially if you love milk, but it helps alot to cut that sugar (even if its a good sugar) out of your diet.
