Eggs Anonymous
I usually eat 2 eggs every morning accompanied by my breakfast. How should I prepare and eat them to get the most out of them?

Atm I hard boil em and eat them with some breakfast kaviar.

on a related note, would it be better to have just the egg whites for 2-3 eggs or to hard boil 2-3 eggs and eat them? Are you not supposed to eat the yolk of a hardboiled egg either?

People who don't exercise don't need the egg yolk, it's really high in cholesterol relative to the nutrients and protein in it.

On the other hand, this is /fit/, where only faggots don't exercise. Chow them egg yolk.

I use Egg Beaters (pre-packaged egg whites) simply because I can more easily get some morning protein while still allowing me to eat some shredded wheat cereal. I eat the equivalent of 4 egg whites.

Like others have said, if you exercise, you probably don't have too much to worry about. Egg Beaters are just a bit easier to work with; very little cleanup, and you can just microwave a bowl of the stuff and go.

I do some daily 20 min cardio (running) and every other day I do some back, chest, stomach and arm traning (also for a bout 20mins).

eggs = best protein ever. seriously now, bodybuilders ate shittons of eggs when they didn't have the sups they did today (my point: why not do both?).

i eat two eggs every morning with a cup of lentils. fucking delicious. keeps me full for hours (fat+super fiber).
