Ok, so I've been fasting for several days now (I want to go to 10 days.) A juice fast, to be exact. I'm on day 4 right now. I used to weigh 130, now I'm at 125.5 lbs. (19 yr old male, 5'11")
Is this good for me?
Is there a way to workout to build muscle mass while on a fast, like protein shakes + weight training?
Or should I stop my fasting, eat grains, proteins and vegetables and workout?
What works best? Thanks.

This is why I'm mainly doing it. I'm basicaly asking, does it make sense to workout during a fast, or is that a bad thing?

"On the other hand, proponents believe that less energy is expended on digestion of foods; therefore more energy exists for the rest of the body to expel toxins. As toxins are believed to lie within many of the human body's eliminative glands and organs, different juice fasts target different sections of the body. For instance, a large portion of juice fasters believe that abstaining from solid food allows the body to recover and heal itself from damage and fatigue caused by the relentless stress of digestion. But while on a water-only fast, "the body burns up stored sugars, or glycogen, so less insulin is needed to help the body digest food. That gives the pancreas a rest. On juice diets recommended by some spas, you may lose weight, but your digestive system doesn't get that rest." [6]Others choose fasting because they want to target the liver, the kidneys, the urinary tract, the skin, the gallbladder, the brain, the immune system, etc.[7] There doesn't however appear to be any scientific basis behind these claims."

Velocity diet - http://www.t-nation.com/findArticle.do?article=05-009-diet

nothing goes in that isnt useful, calories stay fixated andyou have enough protein and fats to avoid eating your own muscles while working out.

Also gain like 20lbs before you break in half

I'm working on making it above 140lbs at 5'5" and I'm pretty skinny still.
