Depends on how much beer you drank. It's probably best to wait until tomorrow. Otherwise, Pic possibly related.
One hour for every unit of alcohol; that's the time it takes before it's out of your system. I personally try to leave it at least 24 hours, no matter the amount.
well I really don't worry about the alcohol in blood but glucose and milk acid levels
Wat about the reverse? If you run a marathon, how long should you wait before getting drunk?
How about just not ingesting large amounts of poison at all?
