How you doing /fit/?I'm looking to tone my upper body. I was at 155 pounds a month or so ago, and I toned myself down to 135 through running, and eating healthy. However, my chest still seems a little flabby to me. I'd like to tone it up to the point where it's at least flat.What exercises does /fit/ recommend? Oh, and I have a total gym. Never used it before though, it's my dads.

Uh, well, is there any other better way? Crunches? Sit-ups? I'm not opposed to using the total gym, I'm just wondering if there is anything better, since I'm not really working on my arm strength.
135 seems pretty skinny. Should probably do some wide gripped bench presses to gain pec definition, which results in losing flabbiness.
