Hey /fit/

I've started running. I like the schedule i got, but i'd like it to be a bit more intense. This schedule is for 3 times a week, but i'd like to run every day. Is that a good way to make make the training harder, or should i just run more these 3 days?

Run five days a week and then rest one.

run more AND run everyday, unless you run huge distances you can run as much as you want. when you'll get to long distance runs you will figure how much to run for yourself pretty easily

good shoes, posture, calcium, sleep right = no shin splits

You know... When I was like 14 I used to skateboard 8 hours straight on summers. And that's intense sweat running all over you heart pounding intence skateboarding that caused a lot of bruises and other damage.

Do you think I bothered myself with schedules?
no

Am I more fit than you are? most sertainly yes.

The point is.. If It feels good, fucking do it. You'll know when you feel like shit.

its split on your shin bone which is result of continuosly pressure being put on it. So, if your posture or/and shoes are bad you strain your shin more, if you lack calcium then your bone is weak and cant handle that much pressure, and those giving your shin bone splits, if you ignore pain and continue excersicing eventually you will simply brake your leg...

sry if my sentences are fucked up since i am euro /fit/fag and really wana sleep and cant think of better word placements in it
