Sup /fit/ if you could be so kind to help me i'd be happy!1) I use to have a poster that showed all different excercises you could do with dumbbell and a bar. I got it when I bought my york weights many years ago, anyone know where I can buy one or find one on the internet?2) I'm a skinny fat thats going to bulk soon, but first I need a decent weight program. I plan to work out at home and all I have access to is a bench (can do bench press and leg raises on it), dumbbell and a bar. I want to work my whole body but on seperate days, could anyone give me examples of a good one where to start? (but remeber I dont have access to a gym)3) Also I'm looking to buy some creatine what does /fit/ recomend? UK fag btw4) I'm not exacty sure how to do squats as I don't have a squat rack to be able to put it on my back, is it possible to just use dumbbells?Thanks guys
