I've decided to lose weight.241 lbs, 18 years old, fat, but with a moderate amount of muscle.According to fitday, my daily calorie intake should be 3,313 and my baseline is 2,100 calories, so I cut down to 2,300 calories. Is this too much of a reduction?Also, since i'm a fatty, should I avoid jogging/running as a cardio workout, or am I not heavy enough to have a large risk of knee damage?pic unrelated
