Hey /fit/. I'd like to lose as much weight as possible in the next two months. I'm female, 5'8, 160 lbs (24.33 BMI) and have recently acquired several weeks of free time.

I've gained 30 pounds in the last two years due to school/work/stress, and I'd like to start '09 off right. Any tips or daily routines I can borrow? I haven't gone over 1200 calories a day in a while, but I'd like to do more now that I have the time.

Run, swim, push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups. Girls seriously don't need to do much weight training with machines. Exercises based around your own body weight will do way more for you than sitting on a stupid ass machine.
