It is going to take a lot longer than a month, but the quickest way I know of is to work the shit out of your pecs and abs (you should really be working everything) and wait a week, and do it again, harder. The time in between will allow the muscle fibers to regrow completely. Also, make sure your doing your leg exercises. The legs are such a big muscle group that they will "pull" your upper body along for the ride, and stimulate more testosterone production.
