Just for kicks I'm going to lock myself in my barn loft for the month of August. I'll probably be doing quite a bit of calisthenics (with a touch of yoga) to pass time. All of my food will need to be non-refrigerated, and preferably pre-packaged.

This is daily diet -- adjust as needed.
1 gallon of Water
8 oz of green tea
2 cans of assorted fruit (cocktail, peaches, pears, oranges, ect.) in light syrup
2 cans of veggies
1 stick of beef jerky
10 Triscuit crackers
2 Tums & 1 Men's 1-A-Day Vitamin

I was thinking of adding in a small can of baked beans, but don't know how that'd be on the colon. Or should I just get some protein supplements instead of meat.
