Greetings /fit/, I am 5'11 and weigh 159lb. I currently do little/no physical exercise whatsoever and rarely leave the house. Could you tell me if my weight is acceptable or not for my height, and maybe suggest some exercises I could do to get a bit more fit. Pic not related as I don't want to look like that.
You won't look like that unless you get shooped after working your ass off for years.You should do some cardio to keep your cardiovascular system in decent condition. If cardio is too boring for you then do HIIT.
