is there any kind of cardio workout I can do in a small room to help me lose weight? I go out and run in the daytime but I live in a bad part of town to be running at night, but that's when I want to excercise the most. I don't have a treadmill or any equipment...so is there anything?running in place? jumping jacks?I read here that crunchs do nothing to help you lose weight.
