So /fit/ I decided to train my stamina by running and I already ran once, but now my lower leg hurts like a mother fucker and I know if I can just run today and not break my routine then I wont stop training.So what are good some good stretches or something?
I don't know about you but whenever a muscle seizes up on me I just punch it a couple times. Usually helps a little. I'm being serious.
