Took this picture two hours ago.

From what it looks like, what would you say my body fat % is? I have no idea.

Lifted weights for 4 years hard, and sprinting training.

If I lifted hard my erection would get in the way when attempting upright rows. I'll be here all night folks, tip your waiters.

OP pic is not OP

The guy in the pic has no triceps, no traps, no delts, and probably no lats or pecs, but his arms are in the way.

And he is also a long haired fatty fat fat fat faggot.

NUFF SAID.

Congratulations, you look like an stereotypically egotistical meathead.

Enjoy being read like a mr.men book as soon as you show yourself in public.

really i have no idea what's set off this little diatribe but i'll just point out that a) this troll is all over the other boards and b) whoever this individual is, he has very high fat levels and is typical of the kind of person who goes to a gym and lifts for size but couldn't give a fuck about any other type of training or his nutrition. i have no idea why anyone who would know even the basics of this game would think differently so i'm gonna go with the assumption that you're trolling as much as he is. 0/10

Hipster trash. Go home, son. Nobody cares about your kind.

You are just too dumb for words. He doesn't look fat or overweight, he looks big. He looks like a big dude, who is not a body builder and does not cut and bulk. I'm sorry, but not everyone looks like a fucking bodybuilder after 4 years. How many people who have been in the military for 4 years look like one, for example?

Really because most people I know who work out for one year start looking like a decently sized muscular person. Granted, not a professional body builder. Anyhow, after four years a person could easily be a professional body builder, but that is beside the point. If the guy wants to look like a farmer who got all his muscles by drinking beer and tipping cows, he did a great job. However, the fact I am even answering you is causing me to loose the game. /b/ is broken, so welcome to /fit/
