My breakfast: tall glass of milk, tea or coffee, cheese or peanut butter sandwich, vitamin supplement. snack: apple/banana Lunch: 1-2 slices of cheese on 3 slices of wholegrain bread. this is supposed to be my lunch, but I usually get hungry and snack on it :p afternoon snack at 3: apple snack at 5: tall glass of milk, spoonful of peanut butter dinner(after workout or running): lots of meat, some carbs, lots of veggies. I would eat a bit differently, but this is the easiest on school days.
