When I'm at home, I cycle for about an hour each day (usually half hour at time)while watching tv. I seem to put on muscle easily and my thighs have built up. My question is will they stop getting bigger? I'm really only doing it to get some blood pumping and don't want to turn get insane chun li thighs.

Someone post that motivational with this insanely hot girl that says: Squats - Because there's someone out there who warms up with your max.

Your legs won't keep getting bigger if you're doing the same exercise. They'll plateau in growth if they haven't already.

I vividly remember my 6'1" 80 year old great grandmother picking up my 6'4" 250lbs grand uncle (her son) by the shirt collar and throwing him out the door after he came home drunk one night. She was one of the last of the old Texas frontier women.

Getting the fuck out of bumfuck rurallands and moving to civilization where all the women were expected to be submissive, 90lbs mall-rats was a new and unpleasant experience

Somewhere in China, there's an 8 year old girl who warms up with your max?

your legs are adapting to stress. this is what all training does. once they have adapted, if the stress doesn't change, your legs won't have to adapt any more. yay.

aerobic exercise causes the least muscle developement so don't worry.
