So guys, is it ok if I do 5 sets of 5/10 reps of heavy weights?

If you can do 5 sets of 10 reps each of "heavy wieght" I wouldn't call it "heavy weight". If your doing a "heavy weight" you should be struggling to hit the last rep of every set, needing help on the last set.

Well the 10 are usually for my legs. My arms and such I only do 5.
