Hey /fit/, about how many calories does each seedless green grape have? I can't find a site that says how much each one has. Rather, they measure in cups, and how the nigger fuck do I know how much is in a cup?

Step 2)Blend
Step 3)8 fluid ounces is a cup

Sounds good then.

I assume any fruit or vegetable is good to eat, despite having some calories? I'm on a diet to lose weight, by the way.

any fruit/veggie is good, some are better than others. grapes add up very quickly, and bananas have a lot of calories too. vegetables are usually better than fruit, but you should have at least some of both

you can eat any kind of veggie/fruit you like, if you just don't exagerate it.
