no.if you can do 10 sets of 10 reps then you should add weight.3 sets of 10 reps. if you can do that even, not enough weight.it should be like.do 10barely do 9barely do 7/8while AIMING for a 10/10/10
Depends on what you are shooting for.If you are shooting for big muscles then thats is fucking retarded. Do more like 6 reps 4 sets of 85% of your max lift.
