hay /fit/ whould it be wise to eat less and work out more to lose weight fast. whats the minimum number of calories i should be taking in and burning out if i want to lose weight as fast as possible without killing my self or going to the ER

eat "less" (within reason) would be better if your'e working out 3-4 days/ week already. There's almost always something in your diet that might need to be replaced.
