Pull ups vs. Chin ups. What're the differences between them, and what'ss the better exercise?

Do ten of each and you'll know.Lots of recruitment of biceps in chins. It's a good compound exercise and worth doing, IMO.
Chin ups are more for your bicep and your back and pull ups are more for your back and lats. Both of them are great but who ever wins we lose.
they're not better to each other. one is harder than another, but that can be altered by wearing weight jackets.im doing pullups because i care more for my lats than my biceps.
