sup /fit/So I'm doing stronglifts rite nao.Currently on week 4 and things are getting tougher.Squats are slower, but I can still do them.Overhead press though is probably the hardest of all exercises for me.I find that I'm cheating on the last few reps (eg. overhead press I'd go on my heels, kind of like a push press)What can I do to make things better?In terms of diet, I am not cutting, but I'm not exactly bulking either. Just eating healthier and eating moar protein.halp /fit/

>>421358What do you mean you "go on your heels like a push press?" Like jumping or what? You want your heels firmly on the ground for military presses. Flex your thighs while pressing up and stay on those heels and don't bend your knees evar.
