Hiya /fit/... I am hoping to hit the gym in a serious sense for pretty much the first time ever. I am a totally noob when it comes to any kind of routine. I was hoping you could give me some advise. I have a slim build ( 5 foot 8, 144lbs) and am looking to build some strength/muscle and general stamina as well. What would you recommend for a beginner routine, thanks for the halp.
