I have not eaten anything today... it's 6:50am.

Although I'll probably go find some protein.

OATMEAL? Have a protein packed smoothie for breakfast with WHEY protein, not that soy shit.
Or have a chicken breast with some greens.

At lunch have your carbs, although the best place for carbs is at dinner.

Although, you should always eat some fat and/or protein with your carbs.

lol "capsicum"

You drink too much orange juice. It's pure sugar. Much better to eat the orange and get all that lovely fiber and extra stuff.

dried cranberries are loaded with sugar. That's because dried cranberries without the sugar are sour, sour, sour!!!

Dank Ramen:
get the 25¢ brick and a raw egg, boil water (desired amount) with a small amount of minced garlic, throw the brick in till you can stirr it and it will not be square anymore, put teaspoon of sesame seed oil in there, the flavor pack, then the egg, stir that shit all around and the egg white will cook in the broth if you put it in fast enough and the yolk will become part of the broth
makes it taste amazing and it is thicker broth, gives you protein too ^_^

It's a new day for me, and I haven't had time to eat anything yet, but I could report yesterday's meals:
-Some bread and cheese (don't know exact amounts)
-A couple of carrots (don't know exact amounts, probably around 5-6, had nothing else to eat at the time)
-5 hotdogs. I felt a bit lazy and it was long since last time I had them, so I felt like trying again, but I was just reminded why I never have them (they just don't taste as good as I remember them when I was young), and now I regret having them at all.

I used to get these red itchy things around my body when I drank too much orange juice. It wasn't really allergy, I just drank too much orange juice for a normal body. That experience taught me not drink as much, but there's still room for improvement.

why is it bad? Isn't it just empty nutrition? I mean if you get a nutritious diet otherwise and just have ramen or Mr. Noodle occasionally it should make no difference.
>> Anonymous
>>24773
If it's empty nutrition but you're still getting calories, why not just have something that will be good for you in long run?
