I ate Reese's peanut butter cups, but I donated double red cells today and I was about to fucking pass out if I didn't get a sugar rush.

And I baked vanilla pudding eclaires, but I'm not eating any and they're a clever plan to sabotage the people at work tomorrow so I feel less guilty about eating candy today

Cookies, some weird "Piknicks" or some chip shit, milk chocolate, and so on. At this point, those foods are just "meh, just cheap junkfood." Not everyone likes cheap sugary/deep fried/soda shit. This is cheap, low tier donkey ass that people, who are too lazy to cook something with effort, will gobble up at their computer desks.

My real temptations are in foods like a nice risotto and or large crab legs or a high quality seafood bisque. Those I'll hesitate before turning down.

I've refused/turned down some gay sex today.

After taking an exam in summer school, some Asian guy kept asking me to 'hang' out with him after class. I knew he was really asking me if I would like some dick. Disgusting. I shuddered right in front of him before saying no.

Nothing, because I can eat about 500 calories of worthless shit a day with my maintenance. Fuck yeah.

One blow pop won't kill you. XD Only 60 calories a pop, they're better then those damn Vertigo pops for a sugar fix. :3 Just... don't eat the whole bag.

-free pizza in breakroom
-7,000 dunkin donutses on the way to work
-fried cod in cafeteria
-raisinets (yuck anyway)
-big plate of sugar cookies in breakroom (to go with pizza)

instead, i had a 2-scoop shake with 3 oz juice at 930 am, a slice of low fat home-ground meatloaf with 2 spoonfuls of mashed potatoes and green beans at 1230, one green apple and 1/6 container of cottage cheese at 330, a turkey wrap with bok choy and tomato at 630, another identical wrap at 930, and a half-shake at 1230. total: about 1600 - 1800 calories, about 130g protein, about 130g carbs.

Basically, anything that you'd like to eat in Japan, I refused today. God I hate taking the foodstand roadway to work, why are you so goddman delicious smelling!?
>> Anonymous

So far, one week in has been easy. However.. I was anorexic at several points in my life. Refusing food is not a problem for me.

I'm never hungry, no energy loss so far, no muscle loss, and pretty visible fat loss. Cravings only tend to happen when I watch other people eating delicious things in front of me, or I have to smell cooking for a long period of time.

I haven't had to work out any lighter either. Will post results and a before/after when I'm done with the diet.

sounds about right.

first time i had some carb cravings about weeks 2-3. no pastas, but mashed potatoes and pizza. nothing else really. no sugars, no meats. i held off, but the idea of it was tough at the time. and yeah, making excuse while others eat around you is part of the deal.

for me workouts were good for a while, but later on, i dropped probably about 5-10% in some lifts and had endurance issues, esp at the end. energy levels just naturally drop. keep at it though. just go do it, even if you're pushing lower weights.

i have a love/hate with velocity. it works, but beats the shit out of me. i've recommended against it several times here for newbs wanting to try it without being prepared for it, but once you're on it and committed, go go go.

I tend to cheat on workout days and take caffeine/hoodia/ma huang/bitter orange "energy" pills. Shit really works like a charm, and the hoodia absolutely stops me from wanting to go over my calorie limit.

I'm sure once I really start to drop weight some of my muscle mass is going to go. That can't be helped even with working out every other day.

I think in the beginning I was underestimating my calories a little. Now I got a food scale and things are even.
