They have weight gaining supplements at your local GNC (or whatever the international equivalent would be.)
I could check those out. Are they expensive? I tried to stay clear of fast food and junk foods lately. They have never seemed to help me.
>>333124it usually comes in shake form. you buy a bucket at a time for like $50 or so. I'm not sure exactly. Why not try going to GNC.com and browsing for "weight gaining supplements"?
Whey protein is the best seller... but shouldn't i aslo need something with high calories?

You gain weight by eating more calories than your body will burn off. You shift this weight gain towards primarily muscle by lifting with weights. That's it, it's that god damn simple.
>>333104I'm 6' 3" and couldn't gain weight either.I was 160 when I started going to the gym 3 months ago. I started taking a supplement twice a day every day and am now 185.>>333124http://www.interactivenutrition.com/products/leangainer.phpI bought a giant tub of this stuff for about 80 dollars. Works well. Tastes alright.
