well /fit/ I have a problem
I'm 18 and I don't have arm-strength
I can't lift almost anything
I can't afford a gym,so I thought about the courses in YouTube
but there is plenty of routines, which one would /fit/ recommend me??

You don't need arm strength, you need strength. Chances are if your arms are weak, so is your back, chest, abs, legs, etc. I highly recommend going to a gym and starting stronglifts 5x5. If you can't, then I dunno, a shitload of pushups?

you're weak, so many lifts are simply beyond you. maybe you can't even do 1 good push-up or bench 50 lbs.

1st, take up running. You're strong enough to run. And it will work your arms. If you saw the women's marathon at the China Olympics, the gold medal winner pumped her arms in big alternating circles _constantly_ and she had a huge lead. Read the posts here about HIIT.

2nd, get 2 milk jugs or 1 gallon apple juice bottles (the ones with handles) and use them as dumb bells. Fill them with water 1/4 way until they get easy to lift, then 1/2, then 3/4, then 100%. After you master that, fill them with sand. After sand, fill them with wet sand. If you can dumbbell 1 gallon of wet sand around, your problem is solved.
