Okay /fit/, I have a bit of a moob issue. I'm not really terribly overweight and they are kind of perky.

What are the best exercises to reduce their size?

Pic related. I'm not as fat as that guy, but my moobs are similar.

If it's just fatty tissue, then they will shrink as you lose body fat. If they're the product of gynocomastia (bitch tits), then the mammary tissue has hypertrophied and must be surgically removed.

Only way to find out is to lose the fat. Rapidshit "never gymless" and update us in a year.

im 5'11" and 150lbs and have a bit of gynecomastia (and have always been slim). It sometimes happens during puberty because of low testosterone, or conversely high testosterone aromising (broken down to oestrogen) and there are supposedly plenty of unattributed cases,.

hope this lays some peoples minds to rest, but the only way to really get rid of it completely is to go under the knife.

Yeah thats what worked for me.
Had huge moobs when I was in high school
Cardio is really the main solution if your looking to burn fat.

I still to this day have "teets" but really with enough cardio they will continue to get smaller and fill in with my Pectorals.
