i cycle, walk everywhere and eat 'like' on most days vegan.

breakfast:
dinosaur kiddy oatmeal.
soy milk.
orange.

lunch & dinner:
tuna w/ celery and teaspoon of mayo and black pepper.
cranberry juice.

1, you are definitely not 'athletic' unless you are one of those power lifting bitches. you are too heavy for 5'2.

2. weight loss is calories out > in. if you are not losing weight, decrease intake, increase cardio. and, no doubt you are overestimating how "little" you eat. i guarantee if you limit your diet to nothing but 100% rolled oats, chicken breast, vegetables, milk, eggs, peanut butter, lentils/beans, and cottage cheese, you wouldn't eat so many total calories. and you would be eating the most nutritious of foods.

Sounds like you're getting almost no protein. That's a big problem right there.

Eating really small amounts of food isn't the answer. Eating the right foods at the right times is. Eat 5-6 meals a day WITH EACH ONE having a good source of complete lean protein.

If your weight isn't changing, then your calories in ARE equaling your calories out. Every human is subject to this law of caloric balance; you are no exception.

I'd highly suggest slowly upping your daily intake to about 1800. For someone of your size and activity level 1400 is way too low.

Your body doesn't burn calories from eating crap before you go to sleep. If you eat after a certain time, your body just sucks in all the calories instead of burning it which messes up diets and sabotages hard work you put in earlier.
