Here's what I usually eat in a day: Breakfast: Two chocolate waffles, a bowel of cereal, a banana, and a glass of strawberry milk. Lunch: Sandwich or burger. Yogurt. Some strawberries or blueberries. Soda or smoothie. Snack tiem: Cookies! Dinner: Some kind of meat with some kind of pasta or rice. Juice or soda. Dessert: Ice cream!
I can't eat anymore than that at once. I've been trying to spread out my eating more through the day by eating more fruit and stuff for snacks. But yeah, as you can see, I'm not anorexic. I just don't have a huuuge appetite and I guess the rest is genes. I don't starve myself. If I feel hungry, I go eat some junk food like a normal college student.
Anyway, I will that. I don't have a gym membership, but I have some old weights and stuff I can use. They're not really heavy, though.
