Hey /fit/, whenever i make a sammich i usually put light mayo on it. However, we all know that mayo in general is just kinda terribad for you, so im wondering what'd be some good alternatives. and no mustard, have never acquired that taste.

fat free mayo?

i've also tried Hummus (sp) tastes great.

Canola based mayonnaise, light or not. Otherwise a lowerfat horseradish or some kind of crazy Indian sandwich spread. Got a Whole Foods near by?

As always, no corn syrup.

Anything in moderation is fine, just don't overdo it. Keep track of what you're taking in throughout the day and adjust accordingly.

Replacement for light mayo? Regular mayo, you might as well enjoy it.

soy mayo can be quite tasty. what about pesto? it tastes strong so you dont have to use a lot of it (unlike mayo)...
