Alright two questions for /fit/

1. I drink a lot of V8. The bottle claims 8 oz (I drink probably 16 a day) is equal to a full serving of fruits and vegetables.

I wanna know how accurate this is. I myself eat a lot of fruits, but I'll be damned if I can find a vegetable I can really enjoy eating without tons of butter or some other condiment.

and

2. What's the deal with ab exercise? I've read that the definition of your abs is based almost entirely on bodyfat, but then I have friends who swear on the results they see from their ab routines. Will I get results from spending a lot of time on crunches and other similar exercises or will I get definition from a short routine (ie a set of crunches twice a week) and keeping my eating habits healthy (for the record I'm already pretty skinny, I just wanna increase the visibility of my abs).

Thanks in advance.

You do both for abs. If you do nothing but crunches and stay fat you can't see them due to fat. If you cut your fat but have no ab muscles under the fat you won't see much either.

Forget the V8, it has loads of sugar that you don't need.

Try asparagus spears for vegetable intake. They make your piss stink, but the flavor's inoffensive.
