/fit/, what's it goign to take to get a body like this? I've already went from 112lbs to 128lbs (naked, first thing in the morning after piss / poop) at 5'4". in 4 months.

i'm doing rippetoe's starting strength. do I need to switch up my routine?

I'm 25 - eating 2800 calories/day atm. my bodyfat is around 10% (using the pinch things)

I'm basically the same bone structure as this guy. pretty thin naturally (obviously) with a smallish bone structure. my waist is 28".

hmmm then i guess you should try bulking up a little more. The OP pic is pretty cut so he must have done quite a bit of gaining routine to achieve that look.
>> Anonymous
do you think he used steroids?

seems to have some acne on his chest.

>>250243
pretty small for steroids, probably just young

Looks like he shaved his chest and has razor bumps

It's going to take several years of putting on weight. Just keep going at it

lol this fool needs to do some leg lifts....

A body that looks nice and is useless in a fight? Tons of curls, lots of benchpress, a good dose of lat pulls, and a shitload of crunches! Your only weaknesses will be that you can't run or really play any other sport, and that you have no core strength to back up your upper body.

not planning on getting into a fight, just want to look good for the ladies.

You've only gained 16 pounds on four months of Starting Strength? Drink the Goddamn milk, fucktard. You should have been able to gain that much in a single month, easily.
>> Anonymous
>>250625

The most lean muscle gain ever recorded was roughly just under 2lbs a month.

16 in a month? Enjoy your 14lbs of fat.

At your height, that's not thin

What good is a pretty body if not for being better than others? looking good doesn't cut it anymore.

>>250292
He could do running thought but it would be in a small distance category.

I'd wager 2-3 years of bulking up followed by a hypocaloric diet to take the fat off would give you that look. BF looks to be single digits for sure.
>> Anonymous
How old are you? You should realize you'll bulk up naturally until you're 30. If you're under 20 especially, don't stress too much about it.
You're better off investing your time into playing sports to get toned, make friends and then sleep with their sisters.

Isn't bf that low unhealthy?

Guys, go for the triangle shaped body, but OP's pic? Do not want!
>> Anonymous
Sounds you are done with starting strength beginner. Time to mix it up with some higher reps, slightly less weight.

Google up a three-day split, or try HST for a couple of months.

Everyone, please respect this guys goals. 5'4"/128lbs means he is still skinny as a rail, and adding some bulk will do a world of good for him.

yep, still skinny. at 112 I looked like a cancer patient. at least now I look normal.

In order to get a body like that you must dedicate yourself to your training, putting exercise and nutrition a top priority in your life.
Theres no easy way to get a body like that, even with steroids you have to have knowledge.
You're eating a fair amount, which is good. If you find yourself plateauing, switch up your routine. It all depends on the results you're getting. If you're getting results, DON'T SWITCH ANYTHING.

Guy in OP's picture needs a more solid and strengthened core.

/fit/, what's it goign to take to get a body like this? I went from an inch wide to five inches wide in 4 months. I'm using a watermelon do I need to switch up my routine?

You're never going to have a body like that, dude. I'm sorry, but people act like this shit is going to be achieved in a few months. The guy in OP's pic is obviously a very dedicated lifter and was likely playing ever sport his schools offered since age fricking 7.

Furthermore, with that much muscle at 5'4", you're going to look like a god damned circus freak.

Here's the difference: OP pic's body was achieved as a side effect of a love for sports and athleticism. His personality and interested got him that body because of the way he gravitated to a love for physical activity.

You people who want this body for the aesthetics and cause you think it'll make you a hardass will never achieve your goal. You're doing it for all the incorrect reasons.

For those of you that haven't figured it out, OP pic is on roids. Note the chest acne.

>>250214

what with guys getting super macho big, then shaving their chests and stomach?

What are they? prepubescent boys?

You have no idea who the OP is or why he worked out. He clearly shaved his chest - not many athletes give a shit about that, body builders do.

Very few athletic endeavors will lead you to that body with that low body fat.

You're a fucking fat idiot who has failed over and over again and expect others to fail too.

Body in OPs pic isn't out of reach for anyone. He's got big delts and arms and low body fat. His traps and pecs aren't very impressive. He lacks low ab definition.

Does he have a good body? Yeah. Is he unattainable or perfect? No.

Anyone and Everyone can look like that if they try. And the answer is always the same. Eat right, pay attention to calories, get enough protein, and work to build muscle.

Not hard to realize, just hard to actualize.
