Reason I ask is I was a little misguided in nutrition, and was looking for a super protein and fat heavy diet, when I only bike. So, is the stuff good to take anyway?
Also, what the hell should I be eating. I'm a fatass right now, doing as much biking as I can fit into my schedule, around 1-2 hours a day at a fast pace.
