Quick question-

And let me get this out of the way first, I'm a lazy faggot.

Ok, about 2 days ago I woke up with stomach/lower (want to say instestinal) pains. I'd feel nauseated after eating / during eating. It's been like this for a couple days now. Random stomach pains, nausea, etc. Esp. while eating and after.

I don't exercise all that much, maybe once a month. I'm pretty thin- 21 years old, been waking up really late and skipping meals.

Before I go see a doctor, what do you guys think it is? I'm pretty sure I didn't get food poisoning or anything b/c I haven't thrown up / had diarrhea at all- just the symptoms listed.

have you shat? (despite not eating)

You have gas.

On a related subject, when I wipe my asshole after I shit, small spots of blood always end up on the toilet paper. I've always wondered what the fuck that is... and it can't be healthy right? Shit getting in an open wound is supposed to be really unhealthy, right? Although it's been doing this for like 6 months now on and off.

Well, it's your own shit, so it's nothing that wasn't already in your system.
If you're not dying from dysentery at the moment, I think you should be okay.

change your underwear.

I had the same problem but I switched from boxers to boxer briefs and problem solved.

Likely that it's haemorrhoids or some kind of tear in your anal lining. You'd better not be taking it up that bunghole of yours.

If it's very dark blood, it could be parasites.

hey OP - it's a perforated colon.... enjoy your colostomy

lower abdominal pain could be early signs of apendicitis or irritable bowel syndrome. or just gas.

blood in your stool in never healthy, could be something fairly simple, depending on how fresh the blood is, and the amount. Could be an irritated anus, haemorrhoids and if you are really unlucky, colonic cancer. And shit getting into a wound could actually cause sepsis and kill you because your intestinal bacteria is normally only in your intestines, and not anywhere else.

There's most likely nothing wrong with you, just gas. Are you lactose intolerant? IBS is also a possibility.

You might have an intolerance to wheat.

Cut it out of your diet for a few days.
