Hey /fit/ I'm working on losing some extra fat I gained after eating a bit more than I was burning during my workouts over the summer, (mostly anaerobic up until now).

I'm considering eating a low calorie diet, say 1500 calories a day, to ensure that I am constantly losing mass to energy needs. Along with aerobic workouts at least 5 times a week. But I'm still not sure how healthy this is.

What does /fit/ think? Any suggestions as to what I ought to eat and or do to make sure I lose fat as healthily as possible?
P.S. I don't suffer from any delusions that I can target fat burning, so don't write me off as one of those idiots.

Actually, sounds pretty good to me.

Just be sure to eat healthy, make every meak count, and try to stay active. Just stick with it and you'll lose weight.
