sup /fit/

I'm dieting over the long-term, looking to lose around 30 pounds or so. I want to make sure I stay nourished, though, and while the foods I eat are definitely healthy (lots of dark greens, fruits, whole grains) I want to make sure I've got all my dietary requirements covered.

What's the best vitamin/dietary supplement for someone like me?

If you're eating lean protein and complex carbs in their natural states you don't need any supplements at all, besides maybe fish oil.
