The anabolic diet. Anybody have any input as to whether it works as advertised -- i.e., as a maintainable diet that you can live on indefinitely with a much more favorable weight loss experience (90% fat loss, 10% muscle as opposed to 60/40 with the traditional high carb diet)?

Of course the book paints a good picture of the diet, but I've read other books (Tom Venuto's BFFM for one) that say it's a sack of crap.

So, what does anon say?

From personal experience:
I've lost about 5lbs in a month and increased my weights by about 20%. I've been on the diet for a little over a month. One recommendation though is get a good source of fiber, the first few days were a bitch for me.
