Hi, I'm 5'10 125 lbs., and I'm skinny fat.

Best way to gain muscle/lose fat?

I currently do around 100 push ups and sit ups a day.

You can't gain substantial amounts of muscle and lose fat without being on steroids.

So tell us what you want to do first.

Since you weigh less than most women, I suggest bulking, but it's up to you.

That's clearly not the OP, as I am.

Skinny fat sucks (not nearly as much as fat) but w/e I'm pretty comfortable with my body and /fit/s not offering anything I didn't know, so I guess I'll continue what I'm doing.

Shoulda said I wanted to lose FAT, not weight.
