/fit/ I have a serious question.I jog for about 20 minutes everyday, and I often take small 1 minute breaks when I feel like I really need it. My main goal is to lose body fat (specifically the fat on my stomach) but I wasn't sure if small breaks will distort the fat burning process or if it's better to bust my ass and do the whole 20 minutes.And yes, 20 minutes may seem like crap but it's all I can handle. I'm 5'7'' at 153lbs in case you're wondering.Pic obviously not related.
