hey /fit/ i need some advice.
I do many crunches in a day, about 300ish. i do different kinds but i seem to be getting no results. I have also been doing this for about 4 months or so. any advice guys?

protip : around 60 crunches is enough unless you want to overexercise your muscles

ALSO IF YOU DO 300 A DAY YOURE DOING SOMETHING FUCKING WRONG

get some fitness trainer or something who checks if youre doing the crunches right

Crunches? Is that situps?

Anyway, I've been doing situps a couple of times a week, as many as i can, 3 times a row.
It's probably like 30 the first time, and about 15 the second and third.

After I couple of months I started to notice it.
Now I have a pretty definite 4pack (don't think I have the 2 lowest muscle thingys) when I flex, and they show even when I don't.

Uhh. I havn't read any of these other posts, but I don't need to, Just listen to mine. Um first of all, crunches wont do anything. Crunches, after a little while, your body gets use to them. You need to add weight to increase fatigue and add resistence to your crunches. Try weighten crunches or join a gym. Also, if your trying to get abs, cant do it without low bodyfat.
