I just got some muscle juiceshould i take whey right after a workout or should i take the muscle juice???its says that the muscle juice is slow digesting so it sounded like i should maybe take it about an hour after a workout and some wheydoes that sound appropriate?pic related as i don't believe that there is a better flavorif there is a better flavor id like suggestions

I'm using QuickMass.1010 Calories per serving and about 50g of protein. I'm a skinny bastard, but I've gained about 12 pounds of muscle mass in the past 2 months. I've plateau'd a bit, but it's definately good stuff.
slow digesting protein should be taken at night unless its loaded with a fukton of sugar. you want to absorb protein into your system as quickly as possible after a workout.
