hey /fit/, what do you think about green tea?drinking only water is getting really old, really fast. I hear that drinking green tea is pretty good for fat loss, metabolism, etc. if it is any good for you, should I stick with actually making the tea myself, or buying it bottled?
make it your self typically with all the bottle green tea I see has like 2000g of sugars and fats I hate drinking green tea... but I feel so good after 20 mins or so
Unless you live in Japan and can get real brewed unsweetened green tea in bottles, make it yourself.
Just brew your own. It's cheaper and you don't get all that preservative shit in it. Or you can just go to redbull.
If you want to drink green tea, buy tea bags and brew your own. If you want cold green tea, stick it in the fridge. That way you can control the sugar/honey that goes into it.
>>180449are you talking about the energy drink ? =0
Bottled tea/green tea usually has a TON of sugar(HFCS) in it, it's just as bad as soda. Instead make your own sugar free kind, maybe get the diet green tea, or get those little flavor packets from walmart, no sugar in those things.
usually I get the diet green tea, mainly because off the 0 calories on the label, but it does have a lot of sugar in it, close to 20gthanks
>>180487Step one: Boil waterStep 2: Pour over green tea leaves and let steep for 30 secondsStep 3: Strain and drinkIs that so fucking hard?
Buy green tea teabags, add water, done. Seriously some people are so fucking lazy they'd pay shitloads more to save 2 minutes they could be spending eating cake.
