I feel like my thighs are really too big for my body. It's not like they're huge, but they jiggle too much and I feel uncomfortable in clothes that reveal them. I want to lose thigh weight, but I don't want to lose my ass.

Anybody have any ideas? I have a full size gym with pretty much everything at my disposal, so nothing is out of the question.

I've got the same problem OP, and five years of working out and an eating disorder later I can safely tell you that your thighs are always going to jiggle a little. Blame your genes and learn to like it or spring for lipo.

If you want to loose weight, it's better to eat less carbos, and more fat/proteins. I am a man, and have lost a lot of fat lately, and a lot of it was at my arms and legs. I was only 15kg overweight, so I have around 5-7kg left. My legs are more toned and stronger/thinner now, while I have stronger and thicker arms due to the weigthtraining. I bicycle a lot so I don't need more muscles/strength in my legs.

you'll have a lot of hard work if you want to have thinner legs, but I recommend you to take some weightlifting/aerobic/running/bicycling/swimming.
Then your body would be much more toned and fit,
while you would'nt go down in weigth.
That's much sexier than a thin woman without muscles. Remember that muscles is much better than fat.
