/fit/. Gustav has me locked in my apartment. The base is literally on lockdown and every gym (and all other services as well) are closed. There's fucking blue sky out right now. I can't even run or bike outside because the base police will report me and escort me home if I'm seen.

If I can't do my weight training today - do I still keep my protein levels the same? For example, I'll have 2 Two-Scoops a day one as a mid-morning snack and the next within a half an hour after my workout.

...do I still drink them during this lockdown? Other than that I plan on keeping my diet the exact same.

Missing a days workout once in a while isn't going to kill you, it might even be beneficial. Missing a week, now that's starting to get detrimental. So think of this as an extra recovery period; in which case you should continue taking in your normal nutrition. Gotta feed the machine, ya know.
