Whenever I work out, especially when I do curls, my inner forearm hurts like hell, that pain is much more then the strain I should be feeling on my biceps while doing curls. Wtf is this?

its tendon pain. Keep at it and your tendons will get strong enough to keep up with your muscle. Used to happen to me.
