Hai guyz, new to /fit/. I wanted to hear about what you think of my exersize regimen.

I go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week, run on the elliptical for 20 minutes, sometimes 40 if I'm feeling like it. I read a book while I'm on it to keep myself amused (it goes way faster when you're not bored, yeah?). After that I go around and do 15 reps on each of the machines, repeating once or twice the machines which I think I really need work on (shoulder press, sit up machine).

I'm relatively healthy in general but have put on some pounds in the last year due to college. Though I'm not twiggy I could go for more muscle, especially in my chest, which is kind of concaved to begin with.

Is this a good amount of work to be doing? Should I be doing more or just maintaining what I've got now? Any advice for an aspiring healthy guy?
