Workout Schedule Anonymous
Do I need to have a set workout schedule?
Because as of right now I exercise everyday, but I do it whatever time of the day I have the time.
Good/Bad/Whatever?

If you have a set time each day, it makes the exercise easier to stick to. If you don't have a set time, you'll keep putting it off, like "oh I'll do it after watching this show" or whatever. With a time, you are more inclined to force yourself to do it at that time!

Yes, this happens sometimes, but I still end up doing my workout routine.
So am I okay for now?
Anyways thanks anon. I'll end up making a workout schedule starting this week.

One more thing to keep in mind is that a schedule helps to track progress. Whether it's strength training or cardio, keeping track helps you challenge yourself.
