you can easily lose that much from water weight. drink a shitload of water until wednesday. from wed-fri stop drinking water and instead drink smallish amounts of concentrated alcohol (everclear) and/or glycerol (30ml-ish/day). on thursday night have a hotass bath containing 400g epsom salts and stay in as long as you can. the alcohol/glycerol will draw water to it and you'll piss it out, the bath will make you sweat a ton. you can easily make it down to <136.
