Going to work out with my friend an an hour and a half.

He hasn't seen me work out yet and i've gotten so much stronger in the last 6 months (been going ever day, only missed a couple days).

I'm going to hit bench real hard today to impress this bro... is there anything I can take before to give me MASSIVE FUCKIN energy. I have creatine, which i usually pop about 30 minutes before workout, but today i'm kinda sleepy.

Suggestions?

Two things.
1. High dose caffeine, focuses and gives you energy. Also a nice side effect is decreased muscle pain.
2. Trick your muscles: put a large amount of weight on the bar and unrack; feel the weight. Re-rack the weight remove an amount of weight equal to what you want to do and you will be able to do more reps. It'll feel lighter. Also exercise the muscle group that pulls against the one you wish to work (i.e. back if you are doing chest).

P.S. Don't hurt yourself trying to impress some person.
