does anyone here make their own protein shakes?
if so, wat do you put in there?
also, what are some good liquid post-workout foods?

basically you want protein and sugar post workout.

my post workout shake is

spoonful of BCAA powder, 2 scoops whey, 3 scoops dextrose.

55g protein, 90g sugar

cut that in half if you are starting out, but keep the ratios the same in terms of macronutrients.

a good beginner idea is 1 scoop protein , and a banana or two

you can do them with milk/raw eggs/sardines.

there's a couple nice bars down at the waterfront where you can probably get all the liquid protein you can handle.

problem is finding enough volume, maybe if you had a really virile horse or large animal.
