Hi /fit/SQUATZ - I can't do them..And I mean just bodyweight squatz..It feels like my knees are engineered wrong or something, like they just won't bend quite right, (i've always felt they kind of 'point inwards' a bit.. like pigeon toed or something, though it's not extreme)the Squatz feel slightly more achievable if i spread my toes heaps. like, almost 45 degrees. How important is it for them to stay relatively straight?Also, are there any 'girly' versions of squatz? like, for push ups there's the knee-version.I guess bodyweight squatz are already the girly version.. but yeh, anything even easier to work up to proper squatz? Squatz sound like a magic cure for pussy-ness, can't wait to do them all day long.
