jump up onto a wooden box or bench from ground. land on it, don't goddamn miss. jump back don't, don't slide your tiring fat ass back down falling. repeat 20x. do 3 sets, reducing reps to 15 if you have to. when you can handle it, hold dumbbells
make sure knees always bent to avoid injury. make sure heels always contact all surfaces to avoid injury also. don't pause up at the top, that's the key.
