The easiest way to get no added sugar, no extra crap oatmeal is to buy the lowfat quick-cook Quaker oatmeal. Women take 1/2 cup, men take 1 cup, add double your amount of boiling water into a bowl and cover with a plate for 5 mins. It's like cooking ramen noodles. Add whey powder for protein if you want to build muscle; or frozen or fresh fruit (1/4 cup) for fat loss. xo
