So I'm 18, 6', am around 248 lb, have asthma, and can't run for more than a minute without being tottally out of breath.

Today I started minor excersice. I plan to walk everyday untill I can't anymore (I can make 4 miles at the moment), do some minor weight lifting for half an hour to an hour, and am eating alot less than I used to.

What else should I do? I plan to join the air force in 4 years once I graduate college and am mainly focusing on that goal.

You are a chubbo, so lower your intake of breads, chips and dairy. make sure your meals consist of a small amount of protein, large amounts of fresh veggies, nuts, and some fruit. and reduce things like egg yolks, high fatty meats, and vegetable oils. avoid high amounts of sugar and artificial sweetners as the glucose and "fake stuff" will trick your body as you try to get fit.

For the asthma, start introducing yourself to mild peppers such as chipotle and cheyenne, some coffee if you have to. there is nothing you can do about the asthma other than help reduce contributing factors.

keep walking, try swimming and holding your breath to start building lung expansion.

If you drink soda, even diet sodas, drink ice water instead. You probably won't like it at first but over time it should become your preferred drink

What the fuck does jacking off have to do with losing weight? I understand the building muscle deal but besides becoming lethargic afterwards I don't see how fapping would affect your fat.

I use cayenne pepper heavily in my cow and chicken dishes (which is everything since I don't eat pork), don't eat junk food, don't drink soda. I drink sweet tea and water mainly. I almost never use oil when I cook, never use artificial sweeteners, I try to eat a snack of either apple, orange, bananan, pear, or granola bar every hour.

What would be good for breakfast and lunch?

Also, no where to swim, hold breath in shower under heavy steam in the shower maybe?

that and eat your food in 5 small meals throughout the day - keeps your metabolism more even as opposed to the traditional 1 large mean and 2 smaller meals.

I mainly only use light olive oil for cooking. ya as for breakfast lunch... it is better to eat small and often. more carbs early and cut back as the day goes. just depends on your activity. ya sweet tea is the way to go, just have to reduce your sugars to the point where it actually starts tasting sweet instead of bitter, like un-ripe strawberries do.
cheyenne specifically reduces high-blood pressure and in turn increases blood and oxygen flow.. good regardless of asthma
