I've come to the conclusion that I'm skinny fat. I'm 5'10", 140 pounds and still have a flabby gut. I want abs but I have no idea what the fuck to do. Any advice?

1. Localized fat loss is a myth.
2. Run. Do cardio. 30-45 minutes 4-5 days a week to start. Shitsux when you first start doing it, but you get used to it fast.
3. Stop eating so fucking much. Eat less but more often. Stop drinking soda. Stop eating fast food.

OP here, I've been doing all of these since the beginning of the summer and I know localized fat loss is a myth. I've lost around 30 to 35 pounds since then. I haven't been doing any strength training and no crunches or anything, just running my ass off and watching what I eat.
