I do Tae Kwon Do. We do lots of stretching.
Standing, spread your stance out as far as possible, bend at the hip to your left and right as far as possible, not arching your back.
Sit in a split as far as you can, and lean heavily to the left, then right, then center. Repeat like 3 times.
Normally this one has a partner to help you expand and tug on something, but if you're alone it'll be tough.
Get into as deep of a split as you can, if you have a partner, they put their feet on your ankles and push out, helping you stretch. They then grab your belt and pull you in, helping you stretch.
That is a killer. Figure out how to do it yourself by using a machine or a wall or something.
