Hello /fit/
I've recently decided to cut down on caffeine (went cold turkey, actually). The withdrawal symptoms are mostly gone, but I have started drinking loads and loads of water. How much can I drink without starting to worry? Currently I'm drinking at least 5-6 liters (that's 1-1.5 gallons for you colonists) a day.

as long as you don't die from it it's not really a problem.

But fuck cut that back a little you must be spending a fortune on bottled water.

Not OP, 2nd poster.

I got a 35 pack from Target like a month ago. I use one bottle for a week. During the week I just fill it up w/ my Brita :D

I only drink tap water, so that's not really a problem.

Almost got worried, but then I saw this:

So, that amount over a whole day shouldn't be disasterous but I'll probably try to restrict myself anyway.
