I want to gain weight. I've always been a pretty skinny fuck. I don't really have the time to work out, and I really don't care if the weight is muscle or fat. Enough weight to make me look neither fat or skinny is my goal.

I've always had a small appetite, so it's hard for me to eat a lot. I also have to work a lot, so don't have a shitload of time to eat but I could if I really tried.

Does anyone have any ideas? Is there such thing as an appetite stimulant?

Average calories in a meal = 400-600
Average calories in protein shake = 130-300

So if you're trying to gain weight, you're doing it completely wrong. Protein shakes are a SUPPLEMENT, that is, they are supplemental to your regular diet. You need to be eating real food. Have breakfast, then a bit later a shake, then eat lunch and dinner and hit a shake before bed. Snack throughout.

put on too much fat and most of it will concentrate in your midsection and you'll become the "skinny fat" guy : small arms and legs with a huge belly

Just work out dude. As much as you can. Don't use the you don't have time excuse, you're on 4chan, so you must have SOME free time every day in which you can work out.

5 fruit pieces such as strawberries, banana etc
some yogurt

that's about 700 cals plus protein and carbs
