Shit, you know this just made me fucking RAGE. Reminds me how stupid people are for thinking that just because the scale says something under 180-200 that they are skinny and healthy.
I remember a couple years ago when I first started training and at 150lbs. Weak as fuck, max bench was the bar. And a couple months later when I got my diet on track, people around me started to take notice of my eating changes. I mentioned that I was really trying to lose FAT and people FREAK OUT and say I'm going to become an anorexic because I'm a slim 150lbs and should be happy.
