What kind of breakfasts does /fit/ have? I try to have breakfast as often as possible, but it results in a very agonizing fit of stomach pain (stomach aches and such) and I end up having to go to the washroom, or it hurts to a point and then stops, and then happens again.
Any helpful advice?

i usually have a pretty light breakfast,protein shake,oatmeal and non fat yogurt.then after my workout i eat tons cause my appetite kicks in and i have a second breakfast of 3 egg whites,toast,and cottage cheese.this is all before i leave my house.i used to get sick if i ate too much in the morning too,but a workout always wakes up my appetite

OP here, well when I do eat a breakfast, and it happens (sometimes it's fine and i feel fine) then I take a two. That usually makes it better, but I kinda feel like this shouldn't be right. So i tend to eat more at lunch , very little if any at breakfast, and around the same amount at lunch for dinner. Does anyone else have the same problem of the stomach pains after breakfast. (Usually ranges around 7 am - 12 pm)

Eat dinner earlier so that you're more hungry when it's time for breakfast. If breakfast hurts you, try a small breakfast. Not really sure what you should eat. Traditional breakfast food is often bad for you (too fatty or sugary). Eat whatever you can handle in the morning, assuming it's not terrible for you

I usually eat leftovers from dinner or a small sandwich or something and a cup of tea for breakfast. Or maybe some low-fat strawberry yogurt and a whole wheat English muffin. I can't handle breakfast-type food (bacon, sausages, pancakes, syrup, etc.) in the morning. Too heavy to stomach.

My breakfasts usually consist of the following, roughly;

6 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs, 2 peanut butter and jam sandwiches, 1 bowl of cream of wheat or oatmeal, 1 orange or grapefruit or apple, 2 glasses of water, 1 cup of Rooibos tea, 1 salmon oil supplement, and 1 slow release multi-vitamin.

I try to switch it up not and then though. I do the reverse diet though which is biggest meal in the morning and then gradually smaller meals as the day goes on so that your smallest meal is at night.

I always have a shit ton of energy through the day because of this.

Woke up at 7am because I needed to piss, took a protein shake before going back to bed.

Woke up for real at 8:30am and went about my routine.
Half an orange.
3 soft boiled eggs, shelled and then broken up with some spices, using slices from 2 pieces of whole grain bread to sop it up.
Oats with cinnamon, maple syrup and a banana.
One fried Italian sausage.
A carrot.
Glass of milk.
Cup of water.

back when i used to lift very intesley (i.e. when i had the time before working two jobs) i would eat so fucking much but still eat well.

my favorite meal was breakfast and i would go to the school cafeteria and eat this:

3 hard boiled egg whites
3 egg omlette + cheese
4 pieces of toast with peanut butter on them
3 pieces of bacon
3 pieces of sausage
bowl of oatmeal
bowl of home fries
3-4 pieces of fruit
3-4 glasses of milk
1 or 2 glasses of Orange juice

i was also walking around at about 210 pounds at 5'7 and would lift for several hours everyday followed by sprints for 15 minutes

oh yeah, but now that i've cut down alot of my lifting endeavors, my breakfast usually consists of

1 bowl of oatmeal + milk +cinammon
1 -2 pieces of fruit
1 glass of cranberry juice

i went from 210+ to about 170 and my deadlift/squat dropped from 400+ pounds to 300 ish ..i haven't even maxed any of them in several years...

have fun reading everything book under the sun but still never coming close to the shit i achieved.

keep in mind that i was 5'7 and was able to accomplish the things i did in a matter of a two years where as all of your "scientific reading material" will do nothing but make you flap your gums but still suck dick in the gym.

a cup of oatmeal cocoa:
a big glass of milk
3 tbsp oatz - throw it into the blender and grind to dust
2 tbsp pure cocoa powder, none of that nesquik sugary crap
and a dash of grinded cinnamon. Adds up to approximately 300 calories.

I have a similar problem. If I eat too early. I'll have diarrhea within an hour. It's a big problem if I'm out fishing on a boat without a toilet.

What I do is I eat toast if I'm forced to eat a small meal after I wake up, then I'll bring a bar or something to eat an hour later if I'm on the road. Eat smaller portions more frequently for breakfast and the problems will go away.
