Hey /fit/

I'm 5'6'' and 165lbs, been doing some distance running, normally over a mile with a bit of a cooldown after mile two. Looking for advice for:

1. Incorporating sprinting bursts into it
2. Best running plan for fat loss
3. Whether 165 at my height is an unhealthy weight

OP here,

I've been reading about HIIT and I'm not attacking your advice, but it doesn't seem like going to the gym just to jog/sprint for five minutes is really effective. Then again, I've not tried it.

Should I keep my regular weight training?
