If my goal at the moment is to lose body % fat, is it better to do cardio at the begining or end of my workout. I'm 5'8"(almost5'9") and 158Lbs

End. You want to lift weights when you have the most energy.The best thing to do would be to split your cardio and weight lifting up into different parts of the day.

OP-SO ya, I do take Whey shakes, cause I do want to gain muscle also, i want to be able to play junior lacrosse next year,(im to week, and to short at the moment). So after my weight lifting, take the shake, then do the cardio?
Sure, that should work. Its actually something i've been wondering myself. The shake is not likely to give you energy for cardio though, and if it does, its kind of a bad thing, because now you have to work off the shake too.BUT HEY. Whatever works.
>>121164Well cause don't you ahve a window of less then 30mins to down the shake, if not it doesn't really work? So If I weightlift, then take a 3 mins break, then run for lets say 10-20 mine, thats leaving me 7 mins, which is a pretty small window.
