Hey /fit/,

Here's the sotry. I was working out in a gym for about 4 months, things where going great I was losing fat, lowering my waist size and getting some muscle. But I stopped going for about 2 months cause I moved and had exams for about 3 weeks(I know, bad excuses). So now I'm back in the gym. My question is, if my over all goal is to lose fat(Can't yet see my abs), is biking 4km there and 4 km back good enough for cardio, then when I get to the gym just weight train?(I'm a guy)

Can be biked in <10min.

ie 4km of biking is nothing.

OP here-I know 8 km isnt alot thats why I said is weight lifting enough for fat lost, and the biking as my warm up. I'm also not big on biking, I haven't been on a bike for like 4 years, just using it to get to the gym. And for lifting I'm doing 5x5 reps. Kinda sucks though cause I keep on failling since I haven't been in a gym in a while so I had to reduce a lot. And For eating wise, I eat pretty good, only drink water, no chocolate and I try not to eat anythin with high carbs.

Then yeah, if you're just using it for warmup. Ignore these faggots and eat at a deficiet. If you get stuck you can up the cardio.

And, yeah, you won't be able to push much anymore. It'll come back faster than it would for someone just starting out, to some degree.

Good luck.

Alright, cause last time(before I moved) the gym was like a 5 min walk, so I would get on the treadmill, but its boring. So weight training will get rid of my body fat? and not just build muscle underneath?

OP- I think he ment that I would be able to incress the amount I lift sooner then someone who is new to lifting, since I was lifting before.
