hey /fit/, fatass /b/tard here. I've been trying to break my fatass ways recently by walking every day (i'm 365 and anything else exhausts me too fast), beginning 2 miles a day and now i'm up to 4-5. Anyway, when i'm walking, my right calf area always hurts like hell, feels like a muscle cramp, but it's ALWAYS the right leg. Never any other part of my body. Is it just my fatness or is there something wrong that I should get looked at by a doctor? It doesn't hurt the rest of the time, only extended periods of excercise; I just don't want to overlook something that'll be a ton worse later.

Underdeveloped muscle and/or possible cramp. Drink more water and find a potassium source. Keep at it fatty.

You need to include stretching AFTER you get done walking. Walking may be low impact, but stretching won't hurt, and it'll loosen your muscles.
