My gums were bleeding a lot at one point. Kept brushing and shit, eventually went to the dentist.
He said I had some mild gingivitis and wanted to charge me like, $240 to do a "deep cleanse." The dentists in LA are notorious for trying to sell you shit you dont need, so I said no thanks and do my own regimen.
They bleed a little from time to time, but generally not as much. Though remember, gums are sensitive and just hitting them too hard with a brush can cause bleeding.
I brush twice a day with an electronic brush, use Arm and Hammer "Anti-Aging" toothpaste (fluoride + liquid calcium), gargle with ACT Restoring Mouthwash. I floss on occasion. When the bleeding is bad, use a salt water rinse.
You can clear up/stop most of your problems on your own.
