of course i don't aspire to be ronnie coleman. everyone NEARLY that big juices the fuck out of themselves. the least natural part of my fitness plan is creatine and that's how things are gonna stay.
not everyone's goals are to get as huge as possible. while i have huge respect for bodybuilders like coleman because of 1. how fuck-tough it is to get that big and 2. because they actually make BANK just from being huge, i would never want to be all that much bigger than i am now. my ideal for myself is to be slim, cut, tough, agile, and fast. I like to think that this is more maintanable, less consumptive of time and resources and more functional for real-life uses of strength. i could get in a barfight with someone twice my size and put a heel to his temple in half the time it takes him to know it's coming, and i don't have to spend 20 hours a week in the gym for that.
