I drink 16 oz of milk with about 5-6 of my meals per day (I eat 5-7 meals). I drink 2% half the time and whole milk the other half. If I drank whole milk all the time, that'd be over 300 more kcal/day than if I drank 2% all the time. Since I never gain enough weight anyway, should I just use whole milk? Or will my body not use the calories since it's just saturated fat? Or does having too high of a fat content in my calories otherwise affect my gains?tl;dr: Should a hardgainer use whole milk for the extra fat calories?
