2:30 or 3:00 PM Walk 3 more miles.
6:30 PM Dinner. Usually a reduced portion of whatever my mother decides to cook, which is usually Chicken/Pork Chops/Steak with veggies, Pasta (I've convinced her to switch to multi-grain) and occasionally we eat out, in which I usually order a caesar salad/veggie burger/chicken portabello/something of that nature.
8:00 PM 25-50 push-ups and some squats with dumbells.
9:00 - 10:00 PM Sleep.
I try to make sure that I consume around 1,300 calories and 60-70g carbs per day. I drink water all day long. Sometimes I'll have a cup of skim milk or put a packet of Propel fitness in my water (It's REALLY good.)
So, yeah, tell me what you think and give me advice!
*I do not have money to get a gym membership. That shit is expensive.*
