Try this calf exercise: Pick one exercise, standing calf raises, seated calf raises, donkey calf raises, whatever. Set a weight that you can do at least 20 reps. Do those reps to failure. Then wait less than ten seconds and with the same weight, do more reps to failure. Repeat, etc., until you hit a total rep count of 75. You will fuck your calves up every time, guaranteed. They grow like weeds in the face of such high intensity.
