Rate this exercise for biceps /fit/

Sitting down, hold a dumbbell with more weight that you could normally handle on a curl.
Then resting your elbow on your thigh let the dumbbell fall all the way down trying to hold it for two seconds on the way down, then use your other hand to help yourself to get to the starting position, repeat on 5 sets of 8 reps

What do you think? I just did, felt sore when doing them but a minute later I felt awesome. Could this be the best bicep exercise? y/n discuss.

You feel sore because you only did the negative part of the lift. That's the part that creates the soreness.

squats squats squats, I know, but I can't go to a gym where I am staying right now, so I got to do what I can with dumbbells.

So I'm working biceps, triceps, chest, lats, shoulders, abs, and legs with dumbbells using the most effective exercises for each one. It does take longer but its better than no work out at all

I don't remember much about bodybuilding, but my friend gained some major biceps and forearms just by doing bicep curls with a 25lb dumbell every morning before going to school.

if you dont like difficult exercises like squats then pick wathever exercises you know you are using correct technnique then just pump it yknow, that's the best thing you can do.

OP, try this one, it gets you that wicked pump you're looking for

1)Get a dumbbell, not too heavy, something you can curl for about 10 reps
2)Smash yourself in the the face with it. Repeatedly.
