(meal 2) baked rainbow trout > 1 lb, some small baked potatoes, yogurt 200g, whole rice with barley 500g, and 1/3 can bean medley to complete proteins with rice/barley. took my time eating over an hour.

Meal 2 - Protein Bar

Meal 3 (Lunch) - Subway or fruit salad

Meal 4 - Oatmeal/egg white/cinnamon/apple combo and some random thing(s) that adds up to 150 calores.

Meal 5 (Dinner) - Turkey Sandwich or Healthy Choice steamer with a protein shake depending on if I went to the gym and I have calories to spare.

It's now morning, I'm eating two weetabix with skimmed milk, some raisins and a scoop of whey protein.
Last night I had a small portion of pasta and a chicken breast.
Before that I had a small meal consisiting of equal parts cod and mashed potato with a few veggies thrown in for good measure.

OP here's mine (backwards):

Dinner: 2 turkey burgers (whole wheat bread 4 slices), patties of 93/7 turkey (150cal, tons of protein), spinach (1c shredded), 2 slices 2% milk sharp cheddar cheese (not superprocessed shit)

lunch: my homemade turkey chili (the LEAST healthy ingredient is the 97/3 turkey, which is meant to show how fucking healthy my chili is) which includes turkey, red and orange bell peppers, jalapenos, cumin, chili powder, cayenne, basil, tomatoes

breakfast: oatmeal
