I'm a 145 wrestler who, since the end of the season, has put on twenty pounds.
I need to lose it in a month.
Any advice?

samefag here, also, HOW THE FUCK DID YOU GAIN 20 LBS? seriously, i mean i can sympathize because winter was a while back but...damn...20lbs...i mean the most i gained was about half that dude...you must've eaten your weight in food daily...

ah yes yes...similar to how i did it XD
well anyways, try to limit what you eat and run/do cardio...obviously most of the weight is fat, so the cardio will help :D

Man, at his weight, it isn't hard to put on 20 lbs... To maintain his 145, he probably has to eat like 2000 calories or so.
