Hey, /fit/, question.
I have an asmathic friend who I am trying to get to work out with me, so I am wondering if there are any restrictions for him(he is sorta over weight).
Can he run?
If not then what?

Yes he can run. I have friends with asthma that I work out with. He will probably try to use being fat, having asthma, or some other shit as an excuse to not work out. Enjoy watching him wallow in his misery.

try other options besides just running, like walking uphill at a steady pace will probably do more for him than running.

Protip: Morbidly obese fuckers like myself back in the day, have a embarrassing condition - our thighs rub together when we walk, and it's exponential when we run. Therefore we come up with other excuses as to why we don't like running. Get the fatty walking uphill until that condition goes away.

>Gold bond powder.
And if you REALLY want to do some tricky shit so he doesn't have to save face... put some gold bond powder on right before you go running, and offer it to him before you put it on. That way he just assumes it's something normal that he has been ignorant of.
