I've got a slight shake to my hands, are there any natural ways of taking care of this nuisance? It sucks when you go to swipe your card at walmart and all you can think about is if that hot bitch behind you notices.

Here may be some factors:

Recently went cold turkey after 9 months of extreme cannabis use.

Skinny.

Also, it seems like it only happens if I'm thinking about it.. up until now, because it's all I can think about TT.

Ok then, apparently there's a thread somewhat similar to this. I kind of think it's an anxiety problem, and since I realize that most of you are not doctors, I'll weigh in what I think it is:

Anxiety

Anyone else experiencing something similar?

inb4 parkinsons

You're having a reaction from quitting pot. I used to get the same thing with my hands when I quit coldturkey after years of chain smoking.

Thanks for the non /b/ response, more comments would be appreciated.

I have the same problem.

My hands shake quite a bit for no reason. I'm not anxious, nervous and I haven't quit any drugs or bullshit like that. I rarely even drink.

Anyone have any insight on this?

My brother came home from Iraq last year. He's 23, but his hair turned grey and his hands shake a lot. I doubt you guys have this, but he has PTSD. Just throwing that out there idk why.

OP here

I just tested my hands and now they're not shaking. I neglected to mention (inb4 dumbass) that at times I'm not on the healthiest diet.. So I guess it could also be a lack of blood sugar?

Also, what if it's something beyond our common sense? Such as all the electronics I've been handling the past years of my life. Perhaps some sort of mild radiation side effect? I have a theory that we are the kids playing in mercury, just of a different generation.

Tremor is an unintentional, somewhat rhythmic, muscle movement involving to-and-from movements (oscillations) of one or more parts of the body.

your post made me lol.

If you're diet is shit and you're twitching and/or cramping, you need more potassium and the other electrolytes. You can get them from fruits.

That's actually not a bad theory. Our body runs on electrical impulses, but I doubt any of the everyday electronics are strong enough to disrupt them. I'm too lazy to search for it, but that's how tasers work. They send something like 50,000 volts (watts or whatever idk) to make your body seize up. Maybe chronic long term exposure to small amounts adds up? That'd be interesting for someone to study.

Well the thing is that there are studies related to the matter, but it can't be proved one way or another. I have heard a good refute against it though: The sun produces more radiation than our household electronics ever could.

I'm sure there will be a solid answer once we are hitting our 40s, 60s, 80s, or whenever possible effects could come into play. I mean, think of all the years you've spent next to your computer or any other computers, cell phones, cameras, speakers, etc. Not to mention you (speaking in general) probably sleep with your computer on at times, and have in the past as well.

This shit runs in my family. My dad, sister, me, and my sister's little kid. (She got knocked up like a filthy slut in high school.)

As a bonus, you may have better than average handspeed for boxing and striking sports, perhaps like me.

Yeah a fast twitch response is the only plus I can see coming out of this.

Yea. It's not that big of a deal until people of the opposite sex notice it. Then it's a HUGE deal. The hot little chick who took my order at a deli today noticed my hand sorta shaking and she freaked out. She swore I had parkinsons or some shit.

fuck....I'm doomed.

what a slut

i used to get this

i asked my shrink about it and he said there is a hereditary fine tremor which usually runs on the paternal side, which responds to beta blockers. obviously you are on this board, so taking those would not be optimal. because i was coming off benzodiazepines, i didnt ask for a prescription, and found that through exercise and meditation i could get it under control

it's all in your mind

cannabis is not physiologically addictive, so it's not withdrawal effects
>> Anonymous
Yeah I was just throwing it out there as a possibility.. And honestly, you can say it's not addicting, but you'll still want some after quitting if you've been breathing that shit in more than you have air.

Have your blood pressure checked. One of my relatives hands shook so badly and she had really high bp.

It could be anxiety or low blood sugar too.

Also let me add for the first 24 hours. Goddamn cannabis for the fucking win.
