Breakfast consisting of Wheat based cereal, sandwich for lunch, large dinner usually beef,pork of chicken based. Pasta and vegetables there aswell. Porridge after that before I go to sleep.
Well I dont plan on bodybuilding professionally but I think due to my height of 5ft 11" and only being 8 1/2 stone (Britfag here) i'd be classed as underweight so I wanna get that fixed.
