I see a lot of people on here say that through the week, they divide their workout into sections for every day, like shoulders and tri's, legs, so on. My routine at the gym includes pretty much everything, and stays somewhat the same every day. Is this bad, or just preference? I'm guessing if you are really building muscle this would be a good way to let parts of your body rest, amirite?
