Hey /fit/,

Background bullshit aside, I'm looking to train for Olympic lifts. There's a lot of programs out there (some high volume, some high intensity, some in-between). Can anyone recommend one from personal experience?

As of now, I do 15x2 one arm barbell snatches (1 with each arm), followed by 15x5 box jumps.

5'9"
155 lbs.
One arm snatch: 90 lbs., possible 95/100 lbs. for 1x1, but I never tried
Vertical: 25"
Box jump: Not sure; a little below elbow height
Squat: 340 lbs. at peak, probably 310 lbs. now
Deadlift: 425 lbs.
Bench: 200 lbs.

Try doing the Oly WODs at Mike's Rippetoe's gym.

It's kind of like crossfit except just oly lifts, no cardio or conditioning.

Didn't mean to say Rippetoe, meant to say Burgener

It sounds like you are strong enough that you'd really benefit from a coach, too.

the people in your weight class are much shorter than you

this is if you are thinking about competing
