Want to lose 15-20lbs, diet/exercise plan Anonymous
Hi /fit/

I have been trying to lose weight over the past year, and I've had a fair bit of success. I lost 15lbs over a 9 month period (mostly with a diet change and doing pushups/situps/weight lifting once a week) and replaced a lot of the fat lost with muscle. I'm 5"10 and 215lbs, and I want to lose another 15-20lbs without bulking up. Right now I feel I'm a little bit too bulky, I would like to slim down while (hopefully) keeping my current strength level intact.

My problem is that I am working more than full time right now in an attempt to secure the funds I need for school. I have about an hour a day that I can devote to exercise at home (I have access to dumbells up to 30lbs, that's pretty much it for equipment) and I also get a chance to bike for an hour to an hour a half every two or three days.

What can I do in that hour at home with my current equipment (I can spend around $80 on new equipment if needed) that will help me slim down but not bulk up?

Also, what kind of diet should I be looking at for this exercise load/goals? I generally eat pretty healthy now, no processed food, lots of water, skim milk, whole grains, lots of vegetables and fruit, but I have no detailed meal plan that I can stick to. I'm guessing I eat about 2000 calories a day, and I do pretty well avoiding sugar. Also, I'm a vegetarian, and I don't know if I'm getting enough protein; what can I eat that will help with that?

Thanks /fit/!

OP here,

Is there a sample meal plan I could look at for my goals (or roughly my goals)? As long as I can make most of the stuff myself I'm okay with repitition.
