Ok /fit/, I've heard arguments for both sides.

If I'm doing cardio and weight training the same day, which order is it better to do it in? Cardio or Weight first?

Weights 1st
Cardio 2nd

I try to split them up atleast 4-6 hours if possible, gives you a good bit of recovery time to blast that heart when it comes.

resistance training will deplete the majority of your muscular glyocogen so that when you do cardio you will burn more ketones (fat)

Well it depends on what you want more. You will be tired for the second one, no matter how you do it. So if you run before you lift, you won't be able to lift as well. Which is obviously bad.

If you lift first you will be tired for your cardio, and not be able to run as long. But you did work out, which also burned calories.

I prefer cardio first because it gets the blood flowing and adrenaline pumping for me to go lift.

Stronglifts 5x5 says do cardio immediately following your workout.

OP Here. Weight loss is more important for me right now then strength gains. If that effects anyone's opinion.

I'd still focus on lifting first and running 2nd IMO. Make sure your diet is in check, and the pounds should be shedding.
