All right, /fit/. I am, on the whole, satisfied with my appearance. The one thing I want to do is flatten my stomach (I'm skinny otherwise).

Problematically, when I've tried to exercise, abdominal exercises have been the most painful of all and I can't keep them up for long. So, what should I do?

Pic unrelated.

Sounds like you've got a case of the skinny fat, work through it, it goes away.

So what? Keep on doing them!
A strong body isn't a easy thing to get.

>:( Different exercises don't target different spots of fat. Ab exercises will give you ab muscle which will help raise your bodies metabolism and in turn flatten your stomach, but any muscle will do this. Eat healthy and exercise more.

The key to my exercise program is this one simple truth: I hate my body. Do you understand that the second you look in the mirror and you're happy with what you see, baby, you just lost the battle?

It's a good mentality, though.

Guess you're never seen Scrubs? That's where the quote and image is from.

I sense someone who doesn't exercise at all, yet again. Do cardio/HIIT, work out two to three days a week working different muscle groups each day, work abs once a week.

You can't spot reduce. You are thin because you don't exercise, but your back doesn't have the muscle to stop it from hurting when doing crunches. Standing up and walking around more will help. Any kind of actions that you do standing up will help to strengthen your back.

I must hang my head in shame, I love scrubs, but missed the quote.

That said, I wouldn't want to live my life by the shit coming out of Perry's mouth.

I can't imagine most high level athletes don't love their bodies.

Anorexics hate their bodies.
