Hey /fit/, I need help. First, let me give you a summed up version of my week (excluding weekends when I'm actually outside doing stuff).I wake up, eat 2 pouches of Nature Valley bars, walk to classes, listen to lectures, eat lunch, do homework, eat dinner, and then sit and do more homework/browse internet for the rest of the night.As you can see, I am sitting 90% of my day, besides the walking to class part. My body looks fine, but I'm afraid my muscles are going away because I never use them anymore (quit my job when I came to college). Is there something I can do a few times a week to keep myself in shape? Like, an all in one workout that will only take ~6 hours out of my week?Thanks for any advise.

idk about one workout, but my workout routine takes 1.5 hours a day, 4 days a week, so thats 6 hours total a week, shit feel really fucking great.
Stronglifts is your best bet.
