Hey /fit/izens, I was wondering if anyone knew of some good diet suggestions for a fattie trying to lose some weight. Obviously I'm going to try and eat generally healthier foods and smaller evenly spaced out meals, but I wanted to know if there were any other tips that I might not have heard of that would be good to add on to that.
