they would probably still be ok to cook if you peeled of the skin first
so, just cut them off (i would suggest just bellow the knee, so you can keep the thighs for another time), peel off the skin, cut off the fingers (i'm sorry but yours don't look very appetizing), and slowly roast them oh and maybe you should cut the fingers and remove the skin before cutting of the leg, since you'll feel more of the process of preparation
