Hmmm I dont think not enough protein is the problem.
I drink Whey protein and eat eggs every morning and my lunch and dinner varies between fish,steak and chicken.
Also, occasionally she has me go up higher weight.
I know I sound like an idiot, but I am not trolling.
I just want to make sure this is the path to muscle mass so I wont be skinny fat anymore. I also swim, btw.
