Alright, /fit/, it's another "help me get in shape" thread. I don't work out at all, because of the whole "lol my metabolism is fast as fuck". But now it's slowing down, I'm starting to get pudgy, and I'm getting out of breath faster and faster. I want to stop this before it gets any worse. I want to be able to run 3-5 miles nonstop, and bench press 150-200 lbs.

I currently weigh around 150ish lbs, and am 5'10".

I'm willing to eat anything, as long as it's still 3 meals a day and whatnot. I want to know how long this will/should take, and how often and how much I should be working out if I want to achieve this goal within the next... Say.. 4 months? If this is too much/too little, let me know, I don't know shit about getting into shape.

Currently I can jog about 4-6 blocks without getting winded and having to walk, and I can barely bench 80 lbs on a good day.

Eat healthy, lift weights, run.

DON'T DO THIS JUST UNTIL YOU ARE "FIT", but to the rest of your life... we don't want you to come here in the future with the same stupid question.
