duuuude it's fine.
what you need to do is treat meat as your vice. I train really hard and have a really good diet, but I like to drink beer. I don't deny myself beer because then I'll just want it more, So I treat it as my one off. Which is what you should do with meat, don't deny yourself it... cos then you'll want it more. Just keep it under control, even training harder to compensate. It aint the end of the world.
Yes I do get urges to go out and run, but I dont that late because it will affect my sleep. Which is stupid.
