Hi /fit/

I've been using Creatine, Whey Protein and Caffeine, before and after working out (Caffeine only before).

It seems to have yielded nice results, a casual gain in weight from just over 11st to about 12st over just over half a year and a great increase in fitness and flexibility.

Recently I've stopped supplementing and when working out it's clear I'd become used to the supplements because it's not made much difference coming off them.

Looking for a new combo or product, many have recommended BSN's NO-Xplode, is it all it's cracked up to be?

My current aims are hypertrophy, firstly, and secondly just to maintain my current fitness.

What do you recommend /fit/?

Been using NO Xplode for a few months now on and off. Great pump before working out, but be careful how much you take as itll give you massive shits.

Definitely feel like you can lift more and it really motivates you to get into the gym and lift... or bust a niggers face in... Gotta time when you take it right though. Dont take it within 2 hours of eating, and youll have to figure out how long it takes for it to hit you after you take it. For me its almost immediate but ive heard of it taking as long as 45 mins.

You'll know when you feel a tingling sensation, similar to niacin rush.

the tingling is from the useless amount of beta-alanine
the rest is placebo.

most NO supplements also contain glycocyamine which can actually BLOCK creatine uptake and can increase risk of cardiovascular disease

also,>>336828is correct

tl;dr
NO supplements are for tools.
