Hey /fit/, I recently got struck by the flu and spent about 2 weeks in bed (attempted working out lightly but that only made things way worse), unfortunately during this time I could barely eat anything. I was drinking heaps of water and shitty soup in a can + fruits and vit supplements. At the end of all this I am now 6kgs lighter and weak as a kitten. Is there a shortcut to get back to where I was before? Pic related, I'm azn and have a hard time putting on/keeping weight.
There are no shortcuts. Eat a metric shit ton of food and lift.
