What does /fit/ think of this?
Pic unrelated.

Aside from the obvious stigma against anorexics, it sounds like every sound diet plan.

Based on the info provided by this girl, it's extremely healthy. She's advocating eating 1,500 calories per day and taking a multivitamin...she's considering anorexia to be a diet in which you go into a slight calorie deficit, but never return to a normal diet. She's not starving herself.

Basically, she isn't anorexic and has no idea that it's a mental disease, not some kind of diet. True anorexia is like under 300 calories a day for years.

Are there any kind of dangers that come with that low of a BMI?

I think she fits the criteria. She fully admits to control issues, doesn't let herself enjoy food, and has a scarily low BMI. She also admits to starving herself in the past. If anything she's just accepted it.

I doubt it, as long as all the vital nutrients are there and there's a decent amount of muscle mass.
