/fit/ I'm getting back into rowing.Last time I was in competitive rowing however I had no idea what to do about my diet, all the adivce I've perused online myself have been diets for men and I don't want to just gorge on fat to make up for the lack of it.Eating nuts and so on would do it but I don't want to fuck up and get it wrong.Advice?
