I'm training for my very first marathon and I've been really ramping up the miles. I'm a little concerned with my shit though. It seems like since I've been hitting the larger miles, I've been having to take a shit once, even twice a day, when I used to only take a shit every other day. Is this normal? Is there something I can do to avoid taking so many shits? Do I need more fiber in my diet?

It's normal to shit often, once within 30 minutes after each meal is just fine. It's probably because you're eating better than you were before. Keep doing what you're doing.
