listen up OP:
you need to put on some weight and the only way to do that without getting fat is to go to a gym. if you just say at home and do pushups, pullups and situps, you will not put on any size. Sure you will get toned but you will still be that skinny kid which I can tell is what bothers you about your appearance. Get a gym membership. go to bodybuilding.com and read the articles and workouts they have. that is a good place to start since they thoroughly explain how to properly train. I can tell you are intimidated by the people at the gym and worried that you will stick out like a sore thumb, but dont worry about it. Honestly, no one will be laughing behind your back. They will be too busy focusing on their workouts. Besides, a lot of them started out where you did. As long as you rack your weights and have some gym etiquette, they will accept you.
