I have 14 weeks off, is this a good guide? I can eat like crazy and get 8hr of sleep each night.

Oh Jesus, in b4 shitstorm.
You don't need a whole lot to gain shitloads of muscle in 14 weeks. A good regime and diet are all you need. For example Monday: Deadlift, clean, snatch, Tuesday: Bench press, dumbbell bench press, overhead press, dips, Wednesday: Squat, variation on squat (front, box, wide), lunges, Thursday: Bent-over row, pull-ups, lat pull-down, seated row. This is just an example. This with 3000-3500+ a day with a 40/35/25 split between carbs, protein, and fat and you'll build up tons of muscle in no time.

Also, due to college i've developped this lifestyle : 2 meals a day.

No breakfast. I eat 2 fucking HUGE meals. When I get up in the morning I'm not hungry at all.

I guess this could slow down the process right? I tend to limit fastfoods to once a week. I also eat a lot of proteins (in form of fried chicken) and fruits.
