I'm recovering from my second ACL reconstruction and meniscal removal. In September I can get back to taking MMA classes and all that fun stuff, but I don't want to start class with bullshit endurance. My surgeon says I can't jog anymore, too dangerous without a meniscus, and recommended swimming and bike or something like that. Swimming I can do, but I don't want to rely on that alone.

What other relatively low-impact cardio can I do without raping my knee?

TL;DR Good cardio for fucked joints.

Well, I don't like doing it, but you could always do the elliptical for some cardio.
