Dear /fit/,
As of late I've become infinately more interested in training for speed and power, mainly for martial arts purposes. I'm an ectofag and I was formerly interested in merely gaining weight before I learned of the performance gains that one can reap by training for power. Will I still gain weight this way? Do I still need to bulk and cut when making gains in strength? Will I still gain weight if I train this way and incorperate cardio too? I'm such a noob.

Hi, you are me a couple of months ago. Yes you will still gain weight. I switched from a body building routine to a more strength oriented routine and I've been making even better gains than before on top of getting a ton stronger. Do cardio 1-2 times a week if you'd like. Don't worry about cutting and bulking, just keep putting on weight until you're at your desired size then cut.
