How are your brushing and flossing habits, honestly?
other notes:
colour
alignment
any other superficial qualities

Teeth are extremely important to me, and I don't think I've ever seen a thread on teeth before in HEALTH and fitness.

Funfact [maybe]> the leading cause of death in adults before the 1820's could be attributed to tooth decay and other dental problems that are easily solved today with good cleaning habits.

I brush when I wake up and before sleep, floss only before sleeping, barely ever use mouth wash.
I think what I'm doing is good enough to keep the serious and expensive tooth problems at bay.

I have always brushed twice a day, and flossed once a day. However due to some condition I was born with, my teeth will always be a light yellow even if I brush them. The only way to get them un-yellow is to bleach them.

Also, I'm european, so my teeth are yellower than the sun.

OP here

I really never flossed for the majority of my life, but then I bought one of those flos stick things that has the floss strung between to points so you don't have to do it with your hands, so much easier.

it's unbelievable how much crap you can get out of your molars; I didn't floss for 2 days, and then flossed, and had barbeque chicken in there from two days ago. wow. that's what the bacteria eats away at and creates those cavities eh..

The big deal with flossing is usually fruit, you get tiny bits stuck in your teeth and they'll ferment in there which contributes a lot to horrible breath.

That being said I almost never floss, but I brush twice a day.
