Just thought i'd like to know what are people's fitness goals here?

Bigger biceps, being able to curl bodyweight, loose arm fat,..etc..

I want to able to walk down the street without becoming a sweaty sack of shit.

To do that, just need to lose weight (I'm 210 currently) and I'm set, at 6'1 my build is quite good as is, it's just hidden under flab. Aiming to lose about 20 -30 pounds in the next two months with some daily cardio and better diet.

As much as I hate curlz and the whole "GUNZ" mentality (curl your own bodyweight? What the fuck kind of goal is that?), his goals are his goals. I mean, I hate it when people try and change the way I lift so I don't think he'd appreciate that either. I think his goal is stupid as shit, but it's still his goal and you're being just as big of a douche by forcing your own ideals onto him.
