Sup /fit/, I have a question.If I eat little to no carbs while Lifting weights to increase my metabolism on the days (except sunday, thats my break day) I'm not doing HIIT, is this dangerous?

No one on /fit/ cuts. Cutting is about eliminating body fat, water, and really shredding down. People on /fit/ try to lose fat, at best in cyclical cycle.
