True, I've lost 4-5 in a week, but I realize it's not safe. With 700 calories, I was working pretty well. I did cardio on my treadmill for 60-64 minutes a day. I have never played sports in my life, though. I was functioning pretty well, but it's not safe anyway. So, as I asked... When I raise up my calorie intake, will I still be able to lose 2-3 lb a week?
BMR calculators say I should be burning 1767, though it's much less now, obviously.
