yeah, stop working out until the couch goes away dummy. also, start to take 3000mg of vitamin C per day, along with 2000 IU of vitamin D. do that for the rest of your life.
general rule of thumb is that if you're sick from the head up then you're good to go because it's just cold/congestion maybe some headache.a lil sore throat is no big deal. if you're feeling congeston in your chest and are coughing hardcore and have alot of other symptoms of more serious illness then you might want to take some time off until you feel better.
