hi /fit/i started with hiit about a week or so ago, then realized i was doing it wrong. tried again 2 days ago, and successfully did 4 minutes. tried a 5-min. run/jog/walk now, and did it relatively successfully. of course, i wanted to do a barrel roll, etc. and i had to rest for 3 min. just to avoid falling down. then i tried to push myself, and jogged for about 1.5km. is this alright? y/n
btw, not a troll. just wanted to ask.
