Hey /fit/

So, I smoke, am fat, and want to get into shape. I only smoke a pack every 7-12 days, so I don't smoke a lot. Am I able to lose weight then bulk while not having to quit smoking? I only really smoke because I enjoy doing it.

No stamina = cant run = stay fat.

Quitting smoking will probably be almost as beneficial as getting in shape. Plus, you'll have another seven buxx every 7-12 days. Then again, most people who quit smoking gain another ten or twenty pounds. Screw it, just start running marathons while smoking. Put your butts out on your competition for extra calorie output.

I guess everybody's different, and obviously smoking is bad for you, but if you're only concerned with aesthetics with regards to your health, you could get away with smoking the amount you do and getting into shape.

Besides, if you set yourself too many goals initially (stop smoking, lose weight, get into shape), you could end up getting burnt out pretty quick. You'll probably find you want to give up smoking anyway once you start getting into keeping fit.

No no no, it's not that I don't have willpower, shit, I quit for months at a time sometimes, I just like smoking, I like the feel of blowing out the smoke. It is calming.
I was thinking about smoking cigars, because I would only do it once every 2-3 weeks, and you don't inhale.
