Weight Loss Anonymous !CXVxtSPywA
Alright /fit/ this is my question.

I'm 230 pounds, 6'2" and need to lose some weight.

Could I do HIIT on a Rowing machine to lose weight, that way i don't fuck up my joints from running and get a whole body workout. Is there anything else i should do to help lose the weight other than eating healthy, etc? like any sort of medicine you could recommend?

THANKS FOR THE HELP!

Wait, is it possible to build up muscle with a calorie deficit?

I'm pretty sure you can. Unless someone wants to clarify otherwise, you should be lifting along with cardio if you want to lose weight.

Repeating what Anonymous said here. Rowers are the shit, but you should take the time to find someone who can teach you how to use them.

The first time I used a rower I did it myself, rowed for five minutes and injured my hip and back. After a little coaching, I was able to do intervals, distance, whatever with minimal wear on my joints.

I am shamelessly bumping my own thread... for personal gains hopefully.

There isn't really much more to be said that hasn't already been mentioned in this thread. Just go out there and do SQUATZ, HIIT, WATER AND OATZ.

Alright, thanks again for all the help.

I might possibly post tomorrow with a full body pic and ask for suggestions.
