Hey /fit/,I'm trying to decide what to have for lunch but can't really think of anything. I'm trying to limit carbs as much as possible, as I've plotted out my meals for the day and am already at 196 g of carbs, 180g of protein, and only 26g of fat.I need something for lunch that is has at least 20g of protein and is around 500 calories in total while minimizing carbs.Any ideas?
