I think I read about this as well, He had stopped for a while, and had a perfect diet. Or something to that effect.

It's not like he had been lifting for a while and then suddenly put on 21 pounds that quickly, it was more getting back to his original level.

Apparently he started off with very light weights, like 30 reps, then increased until he couldnt lift it, then decreased again until he was back up to sets of 20 or 30. I figured this was MASSIVELY overtraining.

He is called Casey Viator. gained 45.28lbs (from166.87 to 212.15
Its called the "Casey Viator colorado experiment" or something like that

Regaining muscle is much easier and faster than building it in the first place. Second: Casey was on steroids at that time.
