Aside from full contact sparring 4 days a week and hitting my heavy bag 3 or 4 days a week what else should I be doing to increase my overall fighting skill?

What kind of things do you do to make yourself the most powerful and dangerous you can be? Or am I the only person in the world that has an absolute lust for power?

Yeah rosstraining is pretty cool.

What kind of conditioning do you guys do? I mean knuckle, elbow, forehead, and shin conditioning. Well... maby not forehead.

I love lifting. My only problem is the fatigue from lifting. I can't give up sparring and I don't know how to balance the two.
