so i started working out to build muscles
i have a great program.
Everyday i must do 75 push ups 50jump jax
30sit-ups
and every week i add +15 to every category
so next week i will do 90pushups 65 jump jax
and 45 sit ups every day
and i will do it untill New year so it will be around 200pushups a day."
