Hey /fit/. I weigh 135 lbs and I'm 5'3, I'd like to get to to 115 at the most.I think I got the whole diet part figured out but I was hoping someone could hope me with an exercise routine. I have an elliptical machine and little 5 lb weights but that's about it.
Google "heavyhands". It's from the 70s, but if you do it right it will put you on your ass.

just run a little. and why do girls worry about being fit anyways? pretty much any guy will fuck you unless you have a major deformity - and even then you can find a guy to fuck you.
>>14762the reason they worry is they loose their boobs. just take a look at /s/ posts about /fit/ girls, every man gets they're knickers in a twist. they all hate small/non boobs. fatty tissues disappears with strengthening. it's a particular challenge for wemens to develop visible muscle but still maintain the feminine shape.

i'm 5'3 and i'm like 110/105 (it fluctuates) and i never exercise, it's pretty awesome.
