when do you guys measure youre weight?i am trying to lose weight and i dont really do it at set time. i just measured right now and i am 3 lbs more than i was yesterday(which was almost my original weight) morning and it is disappointing to me. when should i be measuring my weight? and am i doing something wrong?is it normal? im eating only 1400 calories/day and i do cardio 6 days a week.
Try and measure yourself every other day or so and make sure you do it at the same time as well.
