You shouldnt consider exercise, You should consider it part of your life. Just don't think about it, i run 30 minutes every morning, for the past 6 years now. It's the same as brushing my teeth, or eating breakfast, it just becomes something you do, im never like "Oh gawd ima so tired ima dont wanna run tomorrow Q_Q", no, you just go to bed, you get out of bed, you get your gear on, close the door, and start running, simple as that. Hope im getting my point across, its rather late.
