Troll much? If you mean a 700 calorie deficit then you're onto something, but you don't want to be eating only 700 calories a day. Here's what you do for food:
Eat whole products. Avoid anything with sugar in it. Drink water and tea. No more soda If you need snacks, eat veggies and fruit.
For exercise biking, swimming and walking are good options. You don't want to be running yet. The elliptical machine is good too. Lifting weights is good for you as well. Make sure to learn about proper form and technique if you start weight lifting though.
