Alright /fit/. I lost about 10 pounds after being sick for about 2.5 weeks with a sinus infection. I'm down to 170 from 180 at a height of about 5'9". Now's as good a time as any to try and keep the weight off and maybe loose a little more.

I've been doing situps, pushups, lunges, and walking about a mile, and cutting back on deserts.

Anything else I should do? Should I switch up the excersises I do? Are there any I'm missing? I'm not looking to bulk up like an ox or anything like that and I'm not looking to spend loads of time on fitness either.
