Whats /fit/s opinion of power naps? Good to take after a workout? Bad to take after a meal?
i have a hard enough time falling asleep at night without taking napsfuck naps
naps fuck up my rythm. I avoid them.
I never take a nap after a workout since they usually get me too pumped. I nap before.
Taking a nap after you workout will completely negate the huge boost you get in metabolism after said workout.
