I'm 5'3 and weigh 163, which is a lot but I'm told that I could look a lot heavier for my weight.
Anyway, I was wondering what a realistic weight goal would be for the end of August? I plan to go to the gym every day and do plenty of cardio, etc, also I've started to eat pretty balanced meals, and I eat between 800-1000 calories a day.

1. 1-2 lbs a week MAX
2. Gym everyday = stupid
3. 800-1000 calories a day = starvation

So by your current plan I assume that by august you will have lost muscle and not much fat cause you dont know what the fuck youre doing

I go one day to swim, the next to run on the treadmill, then the next to work on abs, thighs, etc.

Ya thats a terrible workout plan, I am sorry...you need to do some research and actually hit the weights. 3 days full body weight lifting, 3 days of cardio is what I would recommend. Also I would start at 1700 calories a day and go from there. 800-1000 will cause catabalism and will make you gain fat

Everything this gentleman/lady said is correct, except for the gym everyday bit.

While it is CRUCIAL that you allow your body to recover, there's no harm in a 30-45 minute walk on your "rest" day.

It's training with intensity EVERY day (HIIT, circuit training) that would be detrimental.

This couldn't possible be OP's picture. At 5'3, 163lb would make her of whale proportions (especially if she "looks a lot heavier for her weight"). OP's picture is slender and sexy.
