Hey /fit/ this is my first post here, so be gentel if it has already been asked a dozen of times :)
Since ever i've been one of these "zomg i can eat whatever i want and i'm not getting fat at all" guys, which isn't that bad at all.

Unfortunately i want to gain some weight now (i'm 19 and i'm only at 60kg(132lbs according to a calculator, wohoo eurofag here) and i'm having quite a problem with it.

I don't have enough money to efford a gym but i've got some weights and i'm also really willing to do workout at home(it's not like i'm in bad shape but i definately want to gain around 10kg/20lbs, not fat but muscels).

Well it seems kinda unimaginable to gain such a great amount of mass, but there sure are some ways to gain a bit of weight...this is were you come into play /fit/: what should i eat/which way of training should i use and so on, every advise is wanted.
thanks for reading, k thx bye

Eat everything you get into your hands. Stuff yourself with proteins, fat and carbs as much as you can.

no

you do want to stick with protein, though. eggs, soy (especially soy milk. you can replace regular milk in your diet with it altogether), beans, meat, etc.
i've always been one of those really skinny girls with a metabolism like yours, but i went up a pant size recently sheerly from muscle gain. i was skateboarding about 40 miles weekly, though. the point is if i can gain muscle weight accidentally, it shouldn't be terribly difficult for you to do if you stick to a diet heavy on healthy proteins, some carbs, and plenty of fruits and vegetables (for your macronutrient) AND YOU MUST EAT BANANAS IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE EXERCISING!

thanks for the tips, so it's going to be like at least one banana and an apple + some soy milk a day and also an egg nearly every day?(heard its unhealthy to eat these everyday).
what about yoghurt and other milk products?

the yolks are high in cholesterol. eggwhites, however, are fine every day. you can get the paper milk-like cartons of them at the grocery store that are 100% eggwhites, which are supposedly safe to use raw for "muscle building drinks" so if you're really desperate you could consider adding those to your smoothies, but really any way you want to consume them is fine.

other than concentrating on getting in plenty of protein you just need to worry about eating healthy, balanced meals (follow the food pyramid!) although broccoli, spinach (preferably raw, you can use it as a replacement for lettuce in almost any meal), and red meat will also be important so that you maintain healthy levels of iron in your blood as well.

Forget this "eating healthy" diets with 80% vegetables. What you need is more calories, and it doesn't really matter where they come from as long as you get enough proteins and exercise plenty. More meat is my tip. Also the "high cholesterol" egg yolks doesn't do shit. Only about 5% of your body's cholesterol comes from food. Eat more of them!

this is the attitude people have taken towards weight-gain for dudes for years and THERE IS NOTHING that changes the fact that foods high in polysatured fats and cholesterol is far from being good for you. From the sounds of the post, OP is interested in gaining muscle, not fat. the only things that are going to help him BUILD MUSCLE is what i've outlined. yes you need a moderate amount of fat in your diet but that doesn't mean ANY kind of fatty food is good for you, as anyone who has done any kind of research into nutrition can tell you, there are many different kinds of fats.

>>46764
Bad advice. I don't care who you are, you need your vegetables, and eating a ton of trans and saturated fat is going to be just as harmful to the OP, even if he doesn't get fat. Remember, there's just as many calories is a tbsp of olive oil as there is in a tbsp of hygrogenated soybean oil.

"eating healthy diets" as you put it don't contain 80% vegetables either. if you follow the food pyramid you base your diet off grains and carbs. pic related, though it's the old one. the USDA now recommends "personalized" food pyramids (mypyramid.gov) although they never deviate drastically from their predecessor

You know it is possible to fry fish and meat in healthy fats? Also why would anyone need to eat 5 kinds of vegetables each day if they can take vitamin supplements and eat rice instead? Not saying it is bad or anything, but is it really any point in doing it?

You try living on only multi-vitamins and supplements, and see how far you get.

>>the yolks are high in cholesterol.

you're a fucking, fucking retard and your ignorance makes me sick. you're the same pigfucker reccomending soy milk aren't you?

>>balanced meals (follow the food pyramid!)

the food pyramid is bad science and if you follow it, you will look like a fucking pyramid. most northern europeans are not well equipped to process those sorts of carbohydrates, fuck, most of the world's population is not well equipped to deal with that many carbohydrates from those sorts of sources. i, for example, can't eat that sort of diet. that much bread makes me physically ill.

>>Remember, there's just as many calories is a tbsp of olive oil as there is in a tbsp of hygrogenated soybean oil.

you're actually reccomending that the op eats hyrdrogenated soy oil. fuck you, just get the fuck out.

op back, so what should i do?
i guess eating some fruits won't be bad
but how many milk products, eggs and so on?
>> Anonymous
>>46771
If the OP's metabolism is anything like mine, he could eat three buckets of fried chicken every day for seven years before his six-pack stopped showing.

Trust me, lean skinny guys DON'T need to worry about "clean gaining". Its hard enough gaining ANY weight without worrying about the fat content or how healthy it is.
Do what 46764 said, and eat EVERYTHING.
Literally.
With your kind of metabolism you'll be able to burn the fat off afterwards in like three seconds flat, you just need to EAT.

Also, post fucking nudes.

Reading comprehension ftw? I was not recommending that he eat hydrogenated soybean oil. I was telling him that just because he has a super fast-metabolism doesn't mean he can get away with eating shit food. I was pointing out that you can eat high calorie foods that are healthy, and you don't have to, and shouldn't eat crap to bulk. You need to think before jumping down my throat, asshole.

>>46915
I don't care how goddamn fast your metabolism is. TRANS FAT IS BAD FOR YOU CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM. JUST BECAUSE IT WON'T MAKE HIM FAT DOESN'T MEAN IT'S OKAY FOR HIM TO EAT IT.

Like I fucking said before THERE IS JUST AS MANY CALORIES AND GRAMS OF FAT IN A TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL AS THERE IS IN A TABLESPOON OF HYDROGENATED SOYBEAN OIL. EATING HEALTHY DOES NOT MEAN RESTRICTING CALORIES.

Holy shit you guys are dense.
