hey /fit/, what do your jump rope sets/reps look like? i've looked online but all the numbers are pretty varied so i'm not sure where to start. thanks.

30 second warm up jumping lightly. Rest. Aim for 1 min running on the spot. Rest. Aim for 2 min doing a pattern (jumping running on the spot hopping) what ever I feel like. Rest. Aim for 1 min of sprint running on the spot fast as you I can. Warm down. That's me for the day. Could be better but I'm too lazy.

Well jumping rope increases your stamina which will in turn improve your running I suppose
