Progress thus far Anonymous
ITT we discuss our /fit/ness goals by stating where in our progress we are right now and how far we want to go, and how we're going to get there.

I'm 165 lb 5'10" with a decent amount of muscle (100 pushups straight, 50 lb bicep curls, etc) developed evenly throughout. I'm looking to get down to 150 lb or whatever is necessary to get these abs showing--they're developed as hell as I can tell when I push the fat away for a sneak preview, but there's just too much at at the sides and lower back for now to see anything there. I run every day, hit the gym weekly to push myself to the absolute limit, and eat the bare minimum with emphasis on protein. I envision getting to my goal within 3 months max, and that's pessimistic. One month and a half optimistic.

Your turn.

What's the progress and when should this be achieved?

if you judge your strength by the amount you can curl, i guarantee you are NOT evenly developed throughout.

start doing compound exercises

Honestly, mines cosmetic. I just want to get rid of the loose skin if possible. I'm giving myself a couple of years. If I still have loose skin, then I'm getting surgery.

Note the "etc". I'm saying the rest of what I do / can lift is in line with that level (and long-term time commitment) in order to indicate how far along I am in muscular development otherwise.

Why would you pick curls, though?

And how much can you squat, ass-to-grass?

5'10'', 145lbs, can do 10 reps of 10k dumbell curls, want to get up to about 160 - 170 lbs in 2 years. I dont work out seriously and i dont suppliment, and im still growing so i dont think i will be able to go too fast, and im aiming to keep my definition throughout.
