If you do not do squats or dead lifts I would suggest starting some study into them. The two exercises are the quintessential mass builders in exercise science.
Stimulation of large muscle groups helps to increase human growth hormone release as well as accelerating your metabolism.
The whole "Work your legs and everything will grow" adage is one physiologically sound. The fact you are biking each day is a serious plus as well as cycling is not a evolutionarily adjusted exercise, meaning our bodies did not evolve on bikes, they evolved on 2 feet.
Cycling = More hormone release than Running, so you have a ace in the whole right there, keep that up.
Pull ups, in different hand grip variations are also a good idea. Again, big muscle group (lats, traps) and these exercises will give you a nice V-shape like superman.
As far as diet I would suggest sticking with what you are doing, people tend to overcomplicated things, I have a degree in this shit and I over complicate it all the time. As your activity increases eat what you feel like eating and as much as you want; your body will tell you if its too much or too little.
