Do diet pills really work, or is it all just bullshit?
>> Anonymous
They work generally by being a stimulant and increasing your metabolism, so yes they do work, but not without side-effects... and generally the more "effective" the more dangers could possibly arise.

I think they have caffeine in them increasing you metabolism a bit.

uh, the cheery hopeful answer? yes. I've used "hydroxycut" for a couple months and have lost plenty of weight (~20 lbs, two pant-sizes).

However I realize that most of this loss has come with a change of daily activity and diet. I started taking it the same time i started working a construction job that had me walking around a huge construction site all day four days a week. I'll tell you what, the best weight loss pill is climbing ladders and stairs all day trying to inspect structural steel!

I also cut back on sugary stuff, and water exclusively (sometimes add lipton tea flavoring that uses splenda) and yeah, I've dropped probably about 5 more pounds than I would have thanks to the hydroxycut.

Realistic answer: nope. won't do a damn if your a lazy fatass stuffing pie down your hole all day.

Acomplia works 4srs. It makes food unappealing with magic. Probably ceases to work when you stop taking it - point is to get used to not snacking and eating better while on it. I ordered it online from the cheapest site - don't remember which, but I didn't get the generic - and I got it delivered no problem in the US.

Any recommendations for ephedra-full diet pills and sites to buy em from (that will actually deliver)?

Are you seriously considering taking a diet pill over exercise?

Like most supplements, it'll do dick if you just start taking it and make no other changes to an unhealthy lifestyle.
Combined with a healthy balanced (And I assume cutting) diet and exercise, you'll lose weight a bit faster.

>>I've used "hydroxycut"

My favorite part of their commercial is that they brag that at least 30% of the weight their test subjects lost is muscle mass.

ahahahaha really? well shit. I've never seen a commercial for this shit, I honestly took it just to keep me from falling asleep during the desk-work portion of the job (getting up at 430am to drive over an hour to work SUCKS at any moment you sit down).
