2 servings of my whey protein supplement each day-- one before bed, and one when I wake up. Actually, make that 3 servings on the days that I workout.

Aside from that, it has to be my biggest meal-- breakfast. 3 scrambled eggs, 3 strips of bacon, 2 sausage patties, hashbrowns, and a glass of milk.

Milk with every meal. Milk in between meals. MILK ALL THE GOD DAMNED TIME, MOTHERFUCKERS. Milk is what the bodybuilders of oldfag days used to rely on before all these supplements existed. A god damned gallon a day.
