Half-marathon tomorrow, /fit/

Pasta , stretching, and lots of water tonight. Little bit of oatmeal and fruit an hour before I run.

Anyone have additional helpful advice?

Actually, yes. Squats were indeed part of my training. A lot of runners neglect to lift. I like being able to run distances, but I don't want to look like a runner. (i.e., bag of bones.)

With exceptions to Ryan Hall. Dude has big quads.

pace yourself for 15 miles.

I made the mistake of training for a half marathon and never running a full 13.1, instead pacing for the longest run I had done so far, 12 miles, and was spent by the time 12 miles had rolled by, causing me to walk about 6 blocks the jog to the finish, adding probably a few minutes to my time
