Early Morning Cardio Anonymous
Hihi, /fit/.

I wondered... how much cardio can you do on an empty stomach? I've heard it said HITT is good for fat loss when done before breakfast. Buuut, could you do 60-90 mintues of cardio on an empty stomach?

You always lose muscle when you lose weight about 40 percent of you weight loss is muscle.

Cardio and light lifting helps you out.
And yes you can cardio on an empty stomach, it burns stored fat instead of any food you might have eaten lately. The body just isnt efficient enough at it though.

so i lost 60lbs in around 3 months(258-200lbs), your telling me nearly 30lbs of it was muscle? most of my lifts nearly doubled in that time too.
