1)ab wheel: strenghtens and works your abs like you would not believe 2) running/cycling/other cardio you can do at high speed and high endurance. Basically go as far as you can, as fast as you can.
Also, reduce the calories you take in, particularly in carbohydrates: EAT LOTS OF VEGGIES AND BEANS AND PROTEIN!
give it some time, and you'll get there. BE DILIGENT!
