I was thinking about making a topic like this myself, OP. I'm a girl though so shit sucks because everything honestly because I'm short and therefore probably seem kind of chunky even though I'm only 115. Drink a big glass of water or sip a cup of tea, or if you really just need something in your tummy, have some chicken broth, cosumme or miso soup. One serving of miso is only 35 calories, 125 ml of consumme is only 15. Also, snack on cucumbers/celery and things like that. I find the broth works really well. After you drink your broth or whatever, brush your teeth. I never want to eat after I brush. Or chew sugar free gum.
