Go to the beach.
The UV helps kill bacteria. You can actually sterilize water and make it potable by just putting it in a glass jar and leaving it in the direct sun for a day.
The salt water dries out your skin and also has antimicrobial properties, if less so then sunlight. Plus, swimming in the ocean, you'll be washing all dirt and oil from your skin much more often that normal.
The heat of the beach will make you sweat more and clear out your pores.
Those three things together make a huge difference.
Also, drink lots (lots) of water and eat plenty of fresh fruits and veggies. Get plenty of sleep.
