<3 squats 20reps/3-4 sets
either 5 or less super heavy,or 20+ at about 50% 1rmlast friday i squatted 175lbs and did 100reps.not in a row, took breaks it took 45 mins and my legs are still a bit sore
I do not wish to look like an offensive lineman, so I do not do squats.
i do 4 sets - 12, 10,8 and 6 repstwice a week

usually sets of two. never more than three unless i am doing 20 rep sets.have to work on technique though.
I did alot of squats in high school because we had a weight lifting class.Unfortunately, I don't have a lifting partner/spotter now, so I do pistol squats.
