hey /fit/
I need some exercises that will give me a really good workout and that can be done without traditional gym equipment. Most of the really heavy workouts involve huge barbells and other equipment i can't afford. I'm a fatty trying to lose fat and not muscle.

I'm pretty sure I've got a decent diet plan worked out so i want to take the next step and figure out some good exercises. I want to burn a lot of calories and work my ass off.
