Hey /fit/ I've been doing abdominals for some time now and I'm starting to see the results but what really want to see now is the lines that I circled in the picture, what kind of exercises do I have to do to get them?
very low bodyfat.Not so much training, but loosing fat.Cardio.
They just appear naturally when your body fat is low enough. Train enough and they should show up.
Hanging abs.

Leg lifts and raises also. Won't really show up with low body fat unless you have that muscle development to begin with.
