So /fit/...just earlier, I began my HIIT as a 6' 4", 224 lb individual. 20 second runs and 40 second walks for 40 minutes...all I have to say is FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU MY HEART IS ON FIRE I CAN'T MOVE MY LEGS I CAN'T KEEP MY EYES OPEN I'M DYING

Bitching and moaning aside, I appreciate the fact that in several months' time, I will be fit and motherfucking.

Well, I guess I should consider the fact that by the end, I was just walking in a running form...and the fact I had three breaks toward the latter part...and the fact I about dropped to the ground. I was going for 25 or 30 minutes...with warm up and said distractions, it turned into 40.

the way we do it is
30 second sprints(almost) 30 seconds rest. 5 times, then rest for 2 minutes (we do pushups, situps, squats in the 2 minutes) and repeat that entire thing for 20 minutes (plus breaks)
