dear /fit/,

i think i'm anorexic, i'm hardly hungry. i usually don't eat meals at all, and instead i'll just have a couple spoonfuls of peanut butter and some tea. when ever i eat it really grosses me out. i don't feel like i'm going to puke or anything, but i feel like i have to force myself to eat. i'm really underweight and i'm now loosing weight. i really want help but i don't want to talk to anyone i know about it. what should i do?

do you experience lust, hunger, anything? a desire to live even? Cultivate your energy, and it will cry to be fed. Do some power yoga or something. forget what its called, the one that gets you all sweaty and worked up. Your body is not your enemy. Your body is your temple. Treat it properly plz

Try drinking meal replacement shakes if food grosses you out that much. Also, if I were you, I'd see a doctor, your lack of appetite could be a symptom of another disease, maybe even cancer.

Doesn't sound like typical anorexia, most eating disordered people think about food constantly and are fixated on it.
