I took that section from my food options list. Nuts are part of the "Healthy Fat" section which is why they weren't included in the proteins.

Also, there not too much reliance on red meat. If you feel you don't want to each said meat then don't eat it. The purpose of the list is to give you options, not a rundown of an order OP should follow.
