peanuts arent nuts, they're legumes.
They're good as far as protein/fat ratio goes and its the good kind of fat anyways.
However, they are acidic, and as such move your body away from the healthier alkaline state. Eating more alkaline foods makes you healthier and more efficient.
PROTIP (acidic/alkaline doesnt really mean what you think it means)
Lemons, grapefruit, spinach, broccoli, garlic, olive oil, flax seed oil, almonds, squash, grapes, apples, blueberries some examples of alkaline foods
artificial sweeteners, blackberries, cranberries, prunes, chocolate, peanuts, walnuts, salt, flour, pastries, pasta (whole wheat and white), beef, pork, shellfish, cheese, whole milk, beer, soft drinks are most acidic
tl;dr, but it doesnt mean acidic foods are necessarily bad for you, but a diet comprised of more alkaline choices means guudness
