Hello /fit/. I have a few questions and ask for assistance please.
I'm 20, 5"10 and weigh 180 lbs and would like to weigh 160 or less.
My current program for weightloss is 6am run, eat about 2000 calories or less, work cardio at 8pm-9:30/10 then sleep (sometimes), have never fought in my life.

I would like help with:
1- I realize even though I am not hungry I need to eat sometimes, how many meals a day should I have and what time should I stop eating after?

2- I was thinking of going to a self defense class to not only help with the obvious self defense for fighting but also as another means to lose weight. Any particular fighting/martial arts that you would suggest being more productive than others?

3- I would like to increase my flexibility, to the point where I can do the splits. I've heard of many ways but would like to hear some other input on how you would /fit/.

4- Normally, to lose 20-30 lbs and be cut. What is the time frame if I continue my diet/workout schedule? Also, if you have any workout schedules or meal plans that have been successful for you please share it with me.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I look forward to reading your replies...and this was probably the nicest post I've made on /fit/ in a while.

1- 5 SMALL meals a day and stop before 7 o clock.
2- Boxing is the way to go man, I've been boxing for years now and not only am i big but i can kick some fukn ass.
3- watch blood sport
tie urself to bamboo and rope
?????
Profit

you'd be suprised some people acutally just force themselves to do the split. You're in horrible pain for 3 weeks but your flexible after that shit

4- to lose that much weight and cut down on your calories to say 1500. Id guess about 4 months.

1. several small meals through out the day will keep your metabolism up which is helpful to loose wight. I don't think a time frame to stop eating matters.

2. anything but tae kwan do

3. stretch.

4. no clue

1- 4 meals, any size and stop before 5. then go work out.
2- I'd say Muay Thai, shit looks intense.
3- stretching for years.
4-i dont really have one, i just have a fast metabolism i guess.

A couple (man in black+yellow suit and his girlfriend) are walking along with the two other guys start messing with the girl. I forget what it's called, but it's some sort of hidden camera viral entertainment popular in yurop that depicts people being assholes and picking fights in public.

Unfortunately for the two guys in the sauce video, the girl's boyfriend is a professional boxer.
