hey /fit/ a couple of years ago, i realized i had a mesomorph body type, and it was the reason for my muscular body type despite my lack of training. After doing sports like swim, cross country and track in highschool i seem to make even more gains, problem is, i never really wanted to be really muscular, id much rather have a leaner body type suited for body weight exercises. id say now i have a decent amount of fat on me too. Ive been doing nothing but body weight exercises and boxing for the past few months now. an ive recently started doing some research on HIIT and diets for achieving a leaner body type and losing fat.
