Next to push ups there is a great work out you can do. It's called the superman. What you do, you get in push up position. Then do 1 pushup, and then raise one arm for 3 seconds. Like superman, then repeat with the other arm.During this exercise try to hold you body straight.This works out the mussle in the sholder.
