Sup /fit/. Borderline fatass here.

I lost about 50 pounds through high school not really doing anything, so I went from being pretty fat to just having a bit of fat around my stomach/waist (5'8 at 160 pounds, but take into account i dont really have any muscle besides legs since i dont do much physical activity).

I really did plan on losing that bit of fat, but I just couldn't stop eating fattening shit, and now I'm noticing I'm on the road to gaining back all my weight I had before (gained about 3-4 pounds in the last 3 weeks).

TLDR: Tips on not being such a fatass and pigging out on snacks all the time? Pic unrelated.

Eat a lot of healthy stuff every few hours. You'll be to full to pig out.

Find something else to occupy your time (like LIFTAN), i always find i eat the worst when im bored, so i just keep myself busy with something, be it a game, working out, doing homework, or going out w/ friends.
