As someone who was 120lbs at that age, you should take to light exercise really well. Once I started lifting weights (even light ones), drinking a protein shake afterwards (I even mixed in a carnation instant breakfast for a few more calories/taste), and just keep that up 3 times a week - I put on like 25 lbs over a few months.
Drink lots of water. Exercise. Eat what you can.
