Nothing good can come from "wharfing" down multiple donuts, especially if you've been on the right track for a long time then assault your body with exorbitant amounts of sugar. Shit might make you sick.
I say every week or two, when you get sick of eating your rationed portions and eating rabbit food, treat yourself to a rack of greasy ribs, making sure you'd worked out heavy that day.
