SO /fit/, I changed my diet and am now eating healthier. As a result I lost 60 pounds over the summer. I'm now 6' 0" and about 200. I'm ready to lose weight, gain muscle, and get healthier. I need a good cardio and strength exercise routine I can do weekly that doesn't require equipment and can be done on a tight schedule. Thanks.

Also biking is impossible because I never learned how.
