I now you guys probably get questions like this all the time, but I need some help. I've been wanting to get in shape, but the sheer amount of both muscle groups and various exercises associated with them have me confused.My question is, what is a good, basic workout routine that can be done relatively quickly in a gym setting? My main goals are to get stronger, gain more stamina, and maybe add a bit of definition to my physique.Please help!(pic unrelated)
