What size should I be? Anonymous
Hey /fit/,

Well, I've been working out since the beginning of summer (finished P90x) and have gone a month of Muscle and Fitness's much more hardcore fitness program (high rep, high volume, high-mid-low weights). I attached progress photos to better illustrate what i'm talking about (Pic is of me this time last year v. a week or two ago). During this time I went from roughly a size 34 to a size 30 in Jeans. However, my size 30's are pretty much falling off, and i'm kinda tired of my clothes not fitting me after a month.

I eat a 5 egg omlette with cheddar every morning, have on average, 3 to 4 protein shakes a day, eat a large dinner (usually a lot of protein, brown rice/whole wheat bread and some form of vegetable), and try and snack before classes (which are later in the day). I think i'm eating pretty much enough, but I cut most of my cardio out due to time constraints and the fact I think I'm dropping too much mass in general. Just out of curosity, for a 5'10 guy (i'm guessing i'm between 155 and 160; its been a while since I had access to a scale), what waist size should I end up being?

Thanks.

(PS: Had to go through about 50 pictures of my ex girlfriend to get the before picture..., that and what happened to the IRC channel?)

30 is a good waist size. it seems like you eating enough protein, how many grams a day? you eating plenty of healthy fats too?(avocados, flax seed oil etc). you look fucking skinny tho, so if you getting enough protein(at least 200grams for even your weight a day) and doing heavy loads and some high intensity sessions you'll put muscle. you too skinny and weak looking now tho. but better than last year.

Well, my problem is that I'm a poor university student without a car, so I can't keep up with everything I usually do. I try to break 200 a day on on days (getting about 180 most days it seems though, and I already feel like I eat an assload of food). Fat is, at the moment, purely dietary and coming from milk, fish, chicken, or eggs. Again, limited diet selection at uni.
