>>351892 If I'm by myself, what I buy is generally reasonably healthy. I mean, I'll get some junk food, but I can really only stomach it in very small amounts.
I eat a lot of meat. Fish, beef, chicken, turkey. Some ham. Some frozen meals. Fast food a couple meals a week, on average -which could be anything from Subway to Jack in the Box. I drink a lot of home made fruit smoothies, often for breakfast. Sometimes cereal, which can range from something like wheat thins to something like corn pops. I eat a lot of fruits, some veggies, lots of spinach. I don't eat salads often, but I'm wanting to eat them more and more often. As far as liquid, occasional orange juice, some milk, two bottles of water a day on average, and lots and lots of gatorade. I don't drink alcohol, do drugs, or smoke at all, and I love soda, but I generally only drink it at barbecues or if I'm eating out somewhere. I like to keep up my metabolism with occasional small snacks throughout the day, which can range from a granola bar, to a grannie smith apple or banana, to a stick of beef jerky.
However, if for example I'm having a movie night with friends, then we kind of make a point to pig out, with pizza, nachos, and whatever we find at the nearest gas station.
