I'm not really sure what happened to my thread, so I'll try this again:

I'm trying to work on triceps and pecs but only in bodyweight work outs. The things I have to work with are a pull up bar and my floor. Any suggestions?

Pretend "work outs" says "exercises".

Was typing in quite the hurry.

Push-ups have many, many variations to hit all parts of your chest and triceps. Try moving your hands very close together for a push-up, and you'll feel your triceps burn. Dips and bench dips will also serve you well

For pecs do pushups with your hands facing out and really far apart. For triceps do diamond pushups or pushups with your hands really close together

Yeah.. but the only dip accessible work out I have is grabbing either side of my counter top. Thanks though!

Do you have two bricks? Set them apart equal to a wide push up, then do push ups on top of the bricks. Let your chest fall equal to your hands or lower, and it'll target your pectorals. Diamond push ups for triceps.

You have two chairs, surely?

Or even one chair. You can do triceps dips with your arms behind your back on the edge of one chair. Put your feet up on the chair and do elevated pushups. Diamond ones for more triceps work. Ta-da!

Hooray for the versatile chair.

I'm sure you can find a playground somewhere that has monkey bars to do dips on.

Two chairs.. MY GOD. IT'S INGENIOUS. I think I'm going to market the workout chair. How many people do you think would buy it?
