/fit/, I was just wondering what the best time to work out is, and whether you should always do it at the same time of day.

If you want to lose fat, working out in the morning is best.

If you work out in the morning, your body burns more fat during the day when you're just going about your daily buisness.

Work out whenever you can, as long as you just do it. Placing specific schedules will just give you an excuse to skip days.

Don't listen to this fag.

Workouts in the morning work best for me, but your ideal time depends on when you have enough time. You don't have to do your workouts in the same time of day every time.
