Hey, /fit/. A few years back, I skipped lunch 5 days a week for about a year. Generally, I have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, a sandwich and maybe a packet of crisps for lunch, and some meat dish for tea (britfag; perhaps some sort of chicken & potatoes, maybe a risotto or two a week). It worked for me pretty well, and I lost a lot of weight. Anyway, I've put some of that back on, and I'd like to get it off again. Any health issues with this? Don't get me wrong, I'll still be doing cardio and weights work (not aiming for bodybuilder, just general better), but I'm wondering if this'll help me without any side-effects.
