Dear /fit/,

I'm 5'9 and around 160 pounds, I'm going to stop eating and drinking anything other than water for 3 days.

But continuing with my usual workout that i just recently started doing regularly. - Biking for 45 minutes - And a fast paced walk for an hour everyday -

I have no real muscle, the weight that i have is primarly fat, even though I'm not really heavy, i would say slightly heavier than average.

Can i expect to lose any real weight not eating or drinking anything but water and working out for 3 days?

2. 1 hour and 45 of cardio isn't a real "workout" and not eating is a terrible thing to do.

3. 3 days won't make a difference.. You have to commit for atleast a month if you want to see results
