hey /fit/, can I eat simple vegetables without worrying about any calories? I just make some simple shit, cut up some iceberg lettuce and like half a cucumber and like five slices of a tomato. How many calories would a plate have? No dressing or anything, of course.
You will never get fat from eating a reasonable amount of vegetables, so don't bother counting. Just don't eat a god damn truckload of mixed veggies and you'll be fine.
Don't use iceberg lettuce. Similarly to apples, it has no nutritional value in comparison to darker leafs. Cut up some romaine and you're good to go.
