Ever since I've started working out and dieting, I've had a constant dull headache, it isnt particularly bothersome but I was wondering if it's anythin I should be concerned about?
its probably a sign that your DIET is fucked.make sure that your diet is healthy and giving your body everything that it needs.drink a ton of water. You could be dehydrated.

Don't go for long periods of time where you don't eat and drink water.
