Hey /fit/, first post here

Well, I gotta say I'm pretty fucking disgusted with myself fitness wise, 6 foot something tall and around 240 pounds, I noticed my lovehandles actually have stretch marks, need some excellent fat burning and diet tips to help remedy this (I already know the stretch marks are permanent, but I'd rather not have them sprout all across my body.)

Try staying away from processed foods, make sure to have variety in your diet, do some HIIT or cardio. As for the stretchmarks, they will fade with time and also getting a tan seems to make their appearance less noticable.
