If I start running like five miles using High Intensity Interval Training EVERYDAY, will my muscles begin to shrink from being overworked? Can't I just run during the weekdays, rest on the weekends? Doesn't chilling+sleeping for like 15 hours after the HIIT count as enough recovery?Or would i HAVE to set aside the following day of my HIIT to recover, in order to sustain my muscle??
