Weight Gain Anonymous
I am about 10 pounds underweight. I took weight training last year and I continue to lift occasionally. I want to gain some more weight to fill me out and possibly gain more muscle mass. Any healthy tips on how to do this?

You're likely an ectomorph, meaning it's pretty tough to gain more than 20 pounds.

1) Rigorous low rep, high weight weight exercises utilizing compound regions of muscles. If you train a muscle one day, rest it the next.

2) Rigorous eating schedule. 5 meals a day, lots of protein, lots of calories. Tuna, meat, beans, nuts, fish, basically nothing is bad for weight gain. Just avoid the generic shit foods because they're never a good idea.

3) Sleep. 8 hours or more every night.


Do this for a minimum of 6 weeks.
