I weight train but I don't run, the only cardio I do is walk and climb stairs all day at school and work. Should I run more or do I need to run for a proper work out?

run to work, or cycle to work and that will make up for some of it, or run to the gym, or cycle. or row do whatever, but its always a good plan to have some cardio in there, runnign also builds up quads and glutes and calves/calfs fuck knows spelling.

just start easy then build up.
