Stretching Help Anonymous
Sup fit
Im at home and about to start my bicept/tricept/arm/maybe chest workout.

My question is; should I stretch?

If so, should I do it before or after the exercise? I just want to build more muscles. Plz halp.

Btw im 6"0, 165 pounds, decent ammount of muscles built already but I'm not perfect = /
Turning 18 in a month

After, google doggcrapp extreme stretches for some ideas. Theyre extremely painful if done right (its fascia stretching), but speed up recovery and growth

Don't stretch before. Your tendons and ligaments don't need to be loose. Just warm up.
