I'm in college and I almost always don't have access to a kitchen. My diet mostly consists of frozen pizza, fast-food burritos, salsa and Coke.

I live basically in the middle of nowhere - it's literally a huge field in a valley near an interstate, with a couple houses scattered around. I used to ride my bike rarely, but there's really nowhere to ride around here, the bike is gone now, and I'm almost completely broke.

As of now, I wake up at around 10:30am, drive 10 miles to class, come back at 3pm, sleep for a few hours sometimes, lurk 4chan / play games / do homework in my room until around 1-3am, or until I get bored, then I lie in bed until around 4-7am and try to get to sleep. I can't really remember doing anything else for the last few months.

It's maybe a pathetic way to live, sure, but I never really cared. As of now, though, I'm starting to feel increasingly tired, almost all of the time, and although I'm not a fatass yet I'm definitely gaining weight, and I've been completely out of shape for many years - even as a kid I'd experience intense chest pain for some reason when I tried running for too long, and I'm allergic as FUCK to pollen / sunburn easily so that doesn't help either.

Any advice?

Replace Coke with water, do more squats.

If long periods of running causes problems for you, try doing HIIT. At least then your running would be over in 15 min...or less.

=[ What happened to your bike?
Usually valleys can be nice if you take a time to look around... So maybe you could find a nice place to take some walks every now and then, maybe jogging.
You should get that bike back.

Fucked if I'd know.

I get kinda winded when running from the parking lot to a classroom building. That takes what, three, five minutes?

Even right now I'm feeling a little light-headed, and I'm sitting down in my room. I'm mostly worried that I'm so out of shape at this point that there's no way to recover...

There might be an exercise area in my college for all I know, but I'd probably never commit to it if it meant having to work out in an area with other people around. I'm the type of guy who gets illogically anxious just running outside for no reason, knowing that there might be people in some of the large, sparsely positioned houses watching me, wondering what the fuck I'm doing. There's a weight bench downstairs but I'm thinking I need to exercise my legs most of all, as they've been disproportionately huge for a while now... plus, the last time I tried I had problems benchpressing the fucking 30lb bar.

Anyway I'll definitely lay off the Coke. I drink like 2L a day sometimes, that can't be good.

Jesus, 2L? At least drink diet coke if you're going to drink it at all.

Man, that's pathetic.

If you really cant get a plugin mini-fridge & mini-oven (they exist!) get canned salsa, beans, tuna, veggies, fruit, bread, peanut butter and MULTIVITAMINS. (all things you dont have to cook or refrigerate). Add eggs & fresh stuff instead of canned if you get the fridge. It's way cheaper than eating out and quick. Even eat out with junk food.

Also you just got to take it easy, bit by bit. Make a daily habit of exercising some how, be it a 1 hour walk, walk run spurts, or something like that. Intense chest pain comes from pushing yourself too hard at first. Exercise an amount that you've felt you huffed and puffed, but not the point where your dieing. You'll notice in a few weeks that you'll get better and better. If you really want to exercise inside (pollen, etc), pretend your skipping rope without a skip rope and you'll get your heart beating fast!

Oh yeah, you'll definitely recover no matter how out of shape you are. It's just whatever is called strenuous will go lower and lower and doing it will increase your fitness level from wherever you are.

You should go to your local grocery store and grab a multivitamin, your sleep problems are probably from a vitamin deficiency.

Also, you should really go to sleep early, and try and set up a sleeping pattern more beneficial for your health.

Last thing, getting some daily exercise should increase your energy levels.
