Alright mis/fit/s, I'm trying to get my shit together, but school is taking too much time (classes, etc) for me to seriously be committed. anyway, I'm more focused with losing about 20 pounds and then working onto muscles. what do you guys think of this?

starting off

wake up 30 minutes earlier- run for 15 minutes

breakfast- honey nut cheerios with some herbal tea

after returning from school, I'll eat another bowl and maybe an apple for lunch.

dinner will have rice chicken veggies

near the end of the night, I'll do 200 crunches and 60 push ups (sucking in my stomach for each for the faster burn)

any tips/recommendations are appreciated.

Useless, just focus on high cardio if your fit enough to do those exercises. Run up and down stairs, run a couple of miles, just don't waste your time doing repetitive exercises that don't amount to shit.

try oatmeal

so do cheeseburgers.

stop eating refined bullshit empty carbs. that'll help you out a fuckton.

if you're not prepared to eat healthy, fatty ain't going nowhere.

run for 30 minutes instead. 15 minutes is just getting your heart going.

the thing with cheerios is that my body produces more cholesterol than needed, so I just focus on foods that can help.

Also, I've been off of junk food and sodas for months and only drink water and eat nuts and raisins

Don't work out before bed. You won't sleep as well with your blood pumping.

thanks guys, I guess I'm done with what I should be doing, but now the problem is what I should eat.

an anon brought up a good point with fish oil pills. however, shouldn't I still continue eating other cholesterol lowering food? also, how powerful are fish oil pills?

Fuck the pills, go natural warrior style like me.

Look on the nutrition label.
If the calories from fat multiplied by 3 is more than the calories, don't eat it.

I've told you before. This and quit soda.

GO NATURAL WARRIOR STYLE?
WTF WHY THE HELL WOULD HE IGNORE THE ADVANCEMENTS IN BODY BUILDING NUTRITION AND INSTEAD HANDICAP HIS GROWN BY GOING "NATURAL"? YOU DO UNDERSTAND THAT SCIENCE IS GOOD FOR US RIGHT?

that so-called cholesterol-reducing sugar coated food you're eating will be fucking with your insulin levels and contributing to your weight.

being rated for saturated fat doesn't mean shit. bullshit excess carbohydrates will make you fat just as sure as drinking warm lard for dinner.

so the food you're trying to use to reduce your cholesterol will be contributing to your body fat levels. you're trading one heart disease risk for another.

eat oatmeal, foolio.

bodyweight exercises are good enough for most people IMO.

Do some narrow full squats, jump squats, planche (this will take a lot of time), frog stands, hand stand pushups, L sits, pullups of various grips, and sprint work.

You can get a pullup bar for cheap. Sandbags are cheap. PVC pipes are cheap for dip bars. youtubing shit like planche, V sit, L sit is cheap.
