Hello /fit/,

I'm turning 20, but still skinny as shit. My weight is normally around 67-68kg and I'm 188cm tall, so not much meat for the whole length. I can't understand that I'm pumping shitloads of unhealthy food in me and still my weight stays the same.

But the question is, I don't have access (read: I don't dare to go) to gym and yet I want to make my muscles bigger. Mainly arms and chest, but I have only 5kg weights and bar to make pull-ups. I have now trained these sections for ~month, daily and it's working. But should get more heavier weights, would it make things faster?

Pic unrelated.

when you say mainly arms and chest. it means your entire body, especially legs, are small and weak.

OP here, well yeah, but mainly those because I'm going to army in next month for 6-9 months and I don't want to be the guy, who can't make even 20 push-ups. Besides I can handle weight and long runs with legs, but my arms fail when it comes to strength. That's why I want to concentrate my whole "training" to arms and upper body.

If you are going into the army, just start doing the same exercises you will be doing there.
