Sup fit, sorry but this was the only picture I have on my comp. I kind of like not being a cam whore, though.

Former fat kid gone fit. Took a while too, I think about 8 years from being fat in middle school to where I am now. Anyway, my eating and exercise only improved more and more as time went on, I've cut out refined carbs and sugars and the reasonable amount I get of each are whole/natural. I run 11.26 km a day (decimals because I only know pounds/miles because america insists on not being metric for some stupid fucking reason), split up half in the morning and half at night. I weigh 70.3 kg , can bench 80 kg though probably more if I wanted since I do two sets at that weight for 8 reps each, and I can curl a 36 kg bar. That's not all I do but I figure those two compared to weight give you a rough idea of my fitness.

I set those weights as a goal a while back, because after seeing a couple bruce lee movies I decided that was the kind of body I wanted to have. From what I researched those were roughly the weights he lifted when he was at his peak.

Anyway, I'm completely happy with how I look, but I don't want to get any bigger. If I stop the increments in my strength training and simply leave it at those weights, will my muscles stay roughly the same mass? Should I aim to just keep adding more reps to the same weight? Decrease it? I don't want to be a bodybuilder/meathead, I don't think that's attractive at all.

How do you define douche?

Nope, keep lifting, just lower your reps down to 5 or fewer and stick with compounds. That's if you want to stay the same size but get stronger, which I would assume you want.

I don't know, maybe all the fat went to my medulla oblongatta and made me retarded ugly, whatever. I really want to know though what I can do to keep my muscle mass consistent, I know if you don't use it you lose it.

What exactly do you mean by compounds?

Make/follow a routine that emphasizes on actual strength and not so much size

Compound lifts. Lifts that involve many different muscle groups. An example would be the barbell back squat since it involves your quads, hamstrings, calves, lower back, and more. An example routine would be deadlift/one hand snatch/something on monday, bench/OH press/dips on tuesday, squats/squat variation/power clean on wednesday, pull-ups/bent-over row/seated rows on thursday.

I have a feeling you're an insecure ugly.

Simply leave your work out at that weight but increase reps for endurance. Endurance is good. I feel it's underrated.
