sup, /fit/ so i need your advice. i had my foot broken and had to walk few months with crunches. most of the time I spent at home. So after all that my butt and hips become very fat. So I don't know what is best way to loose that shit faster? Could running be helpfull or it would make my hips to look more fatter if I gained more muscles there?

I know that. But some exercises trains hips, butt ant these areas gains more muscles. So it looks more fat than it was. So I am searching what I can do best...
