need some help.Been trying to weight-gain exercise lately. Got myself a proper workout routine, slowly getting into the habit of eating right, and a lot, but I'm kind of swamped on the details.Basically every site I vist has a fuckton on information about meals, times of meals, what kind of proteins and carbs and calories are optimal (i didn't know there were even different kinds) and basically it's a gigantic hassle.Does the equation gets simpler if you don't have to worry about gaining fat instead of muscle. If you don't care? Because it's currently way too complicated.Will just doing the routines, eating the normal 2 decent meals a day will have any visible results?
