First, you need to start eating, and stop purging until you've stopped gaining weight. Which you will. If you start eating after having tried to kill yourself by starvation, your body will try and compensate. That's only natural. You can exercise lightly once every week during this period, to convert some of the energy into muscles instead of fat. When your weight seems to have balanced itself, what you can do is exercise more, which wont make you lose weight, but will get rid of some fat, and gain you some muscles instead. Other than that, eat healthy, no soda, fast food and such shit. Wholegrain products are superior as well, makes sure you don't get hungry as often, but you might still feel like something sweet from time to time. Eat a banana or something in that case. Oh, and get rid of the purging. It will only fuck up your self image, and your life in general, as well as killing you.
