im 17 and am 60kg at around 175cm.. I want to put on muscle but i cant because im to skinny and theres nothing to convert.. (ive been going gym for around 6months now)any tips on gaining weight, ive tryed eating more .. both healthy and fatty foods, broke up my meals into 5 portions per day, taken creatine, taken mass gainer like those protein shake things, i dont know what else to do, either i have the worlds fastest metabolism or im fucked.any help is appreciated.PIC UNRELATED. needed your attention.
