That said, you can not build muscle "inside" your pecs, its a myth, and common misconception.
Your muscle doesnt have different "regions" it builds based on your genetics, if your not genetically prone to big pecs you will have a space.
I went from being incredibly thin to 210 pounds at about 12% bodyfat, and while I have a large chest and huge lats, theres still the gap in my pecs I had when I was thin.
Flys will help stretch the pecs a bit, and they are a good variation from just straight pressing.
But the only way to build inner pec is to be born to a different father, or just get all around bigger pecs.
