Giving up smoking was easy, after 10 years I just got bored of it and said 'fuck it' and stopped cold turkey. That was about 2 years ago. So now I can do exercise and shit and actually breathe. But I thought it was bullshit when people said you put on weight when you stop smoking. I packed it on and this morning I reached triple digits in weight. Fuck this shit, I'm sick of being a tubby bastard.So I'm looking to lose about 15-20kg and I can easily chuck fast food and snacking. The only problem I have is giving up coke. I didn't get any cravings when I ditched smoking but if I don't have a coke or two a day I get extremely painful headaches, the sweats and pissed off easily.tl;dr I want to eat better and do some exercise. Just wanted some pointers. Thanks.

the coke cravings is a caffeine addiction. try coffee black or with a fat free milk.
