I've been exercising and dieting, but still have a bunch of extra flab. Any tips on how to tone my muscles?

I'd suggest cardio work, go for jog or a bike ride.

Just do tons of crunches. You'll lose the flab in no time.

High-reps burn teh fat. Just do 100 crunches a day and do cadrio and you ahve six-pack in no time. Try bicycle crunches, they rock!
