I squatted 180lbs on my first day.
I weighted 175.
I don't know about my form but it was probably pretty shit. I did go ATG though. 2weeks later I was squatting 235lbs and deadlifting over 300lbs for reps with a good form but then again, I've done various sports my whole life.
I'd say it's pretty decent but not FUCKING AMAZING.
