Anything that involves raising your knees, such as stairmasters, sprinting, uphill runs, squats, lunges, or step-ups will work your glute muscles more. But you need to lose the fat, so diet and HIIT. Hell, if you do HIIT sprints those will burn the fat and work your glutes at the same time.
