Ok, let me know something /fit/. I lost some big amount of weight when I started to limit my calorie intake to a better amount and started to do cardio, back in early February. It's now March 12, and I've lost about 26-27 lb so far. As I said before, I lost a large amount the first three or so weeks, but I'm now losing about 2-3 lb a week. Is this good?

that's very good. If you are XBOX HUEG than your body will respond the way it did. For instance, within the first week you may lose up to 10 lbs. But eventually, your body will stabilize, and (as most nutritionists say), you'll begin to lose 1-3 lbs. per week. Don't worry about losing a dramatic amount of weight anymore, that's history, but it's better now that you are losing a little. Keep it up, you are now on your road to recovery.
