What are your thoughts on this.
5'10.5" 205 lbs.

I run a 27min to 30min 5k every day in my neighbor hood.

I eat 6 times a day.

1.protein shake\glutomine
2.yoke less eggs in the morn
3.tuna - packet
4.griled chicken and spinach torillia
5.protein shake\glutomine\1 hydroxycut hard core

yeh ur on the raod to losing weight but, i suggest to do weights to , no light but heavy.. so u dont have excess fat when u lose alot of weight !
