/fit/ How often after the second set of your workout do you just say "fuck it" about the third set and go home/stop working out?
pic unrelated.

Never, Don't be a pussy. If I make my way to the gym, I think I can take it. If I don't feel good, like I'm sick or something I wont even go to gym. Waste of time to get there and just leave.

Pic IS related. That's how you'll look like if you continue this behavior.

No not just go there and leave, i mean i have a rigerous routine and i do 3 sets some times 4. But some times after the 2nd set its just too much.

Never out of lazyness but sometimes after a rigorous set of core exercises, I decide to do my back but I'm already beat and hungry after the 2nd set so I just stop due to fear of muscle catabolisation and do my back the next day.

I do sometimes. I have a tendency to attempt to kill myself and not be able to train for a few days. Which is fucking hell.

It doesn't help that I have my shit at home.
Usually I just go grab a bottle of water, drink it, tell myself to stop being a faggot and GO STRAIGHT BACK IN THERE AND FUCKING FINISH IT.

I'm still a newb to the wieght lifting scene so what does it feel like if your muscles are catabolising?

There has been times when I get to the gym, sit in the locker room for about a minute trying to psyche myself into staying, but I eventually say fuck it and leave.

I work out 5 days a week, but about every 2-3 weeks I will have a day when I say fuck it, and leave the gym without working out, or just bail on going entirely.

Out of laziness, never. Psych yourself up, yell LIGHTWEIGHT BABY or whatever helps, and move that shit.

If I feel like I tweaked something pretty well however, then I pull the plug...no need to grind through one day in the gym and be injured for the next couple of weeks.

yeah i mean being super fucking sore not just lazy because sometimes it feels like I do too much (espeically when uping the difficulty) and
I get a tad nervous since tearing and pulling muscles are no joke and hurt like a bitch.
