Most of them contain 1500mg of Glucosamine, about 500mg of Chondroitin, and other "joint lubricants" (such as MSM, apparently). They do seem to help out a bit, but nothing dramatic. When taking them for a period of time, though, I am actually able to close my hands in the morning... so that's definitely a plus. As for NSAIDS... what is that again? Sorry about asking, but I'm obviously not to knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff.
