Those electric pulse muscle contraction devices popularized by Bruce Lee that they sell on every home shopping channel..

That shit has got to be harmful or at least worthless, right? Has anyone of you ever tried one?

Pretty much anything advertised on home shopping channels is shit. I dont deny they dont work, but its misleading when the women sitting scoffing on cake assume a belt they wear all day will give them rock hard abs. I wish people would be more educated on their bodies, it pisses me off to see my mum come home with this crap all the time.

I'm not really looking for a shortcut here, I'm interested in them for times when I'm reading or working at home.

Do they provide any benefit at all?
