What kind of tea does fit like? I've been trying the Valerian, Chamomile and Tilia varieties. It's really helped with my sleeping problems and anxiety, but I'm not sure how much is perhaps a placebo.
It isn't. If you took the herbs any other way, besides tea form, they'd have the same effect. It's most effective this way.
