I would totally go vegan with you, but its almost impossible to find a comparable source of protein to eggs, fish, chicken, and the like.
I would suggest finding a meat company that does not use grain feeding, as grain fed cows have the highest fat content in their meat. Grazing cows have the lowest amount of fat. If you still feel like cutting meat from your diet, i would suggest still eating seafood, as that will give you the best source of protein.
And like another anon said, soy and all that tofu shit is just as chemically, if not worse, bad for you. Plus, as a male, soy fucks with your testosterone levels. Reserach that shit... its been scientifically proven that soy drastically reduces a males ability to produce testosterone! Scary shit man....
