sup /fit/?

I'm trying to get into running, but I run out of breath. I have asthma. Is this the cause, or is it because I don't run often? I want to be able to run a few miles nonstop!

Bit of both. Take your inhaler, and start slow.

Running is a good way to exercise, but it's high impact and might not be best for a beginner. Walking and stair climbing are lower impact exercises that you could start out with. If your set on running, make sure not to push your self too hard. And since you have asthma, you should probably consult a physician.
