It does not talk about anything but training for maximal strength and size. Cardio is thrown in as an after thought, and we've never had a professional bodybuilder, weightlifter, gymnist, or fighter grace the boards.
We do not discuss burpee's, increasing grip strength, jumping rope, advanced abdominal exercises or more advanced weight lifting and bodyweight exercises.
What is discussed on this board is 150% beginner shit with knowledge gleaned from a couple of ebooks.
