How do I get these bigger? I do lots of pushups, my chest, triceps and shoulders are pretty good to go but I'd like my wings to be wide like this.

Also what's better for building abdominal muscles quickly, crunches or situps?

They are called lats, do chinups, rows, pulldowns etc

Crunches. Situps waste energy on going all the way up, crunches just work the abs.

However if you're working abs you should be doing twist situps so you can work your obliques too anyway.
