Hey /fit/.

I'm going to start working out in the early morning now. I'm just wondering if there is a specific amount of time I should wait between having breakfast and starting my workout or can I start as soon as I've eaten?

I go out the house at 6 A.M. with a banana

take about 2 bites, throw the remainder at passing cars/cyclists and lol + run as they get mad and chase me - if I'm lucky.

then when I get home 50 minutes later I have my oats and some protein (i.e. breakfast)
