Hi, /fit/I decided I am going to start training for a triathlon. Or at least a mini-triathlon of some sort. It won't be necessarily exclusive training, as I am going to have a weight routine as well, the triathlon training will be more of a cardio/extra thing.I am reasonably fit already, so I see this as an entirely reachable goal.So... where do I start?I'm going to be cycling 6 miles a day, 5 days a week commuting back and forth to campus, and I'll probably get a few longer rides in on the weekends, but that's the extent of my current "planned" training.

You need do do at least one longer ride a week. 2 hours ish.
for basic stamina:Ride 1 hour three days per week.Ride easy with high rpm, stay in the green zone.
