When I first got into the habit of working out, I could keep going and going. Nowadays, I'll workout, rest, workout again, rest, and then suddenly what I begin lifting(bench same weight) and feeling better and stronger, I'll just simply be unable to do a set.I do heavy weight and just one set, nothing impressive, but I simply can't understand why on a few days, I'll be on top, then even after resting, I'll feel like my muscles left the building.Is it a rest issue, or something more happening? Has this happened to any of you guys?
you're probably not having enough calories for your body to rest properly or you're not resting enough.that's all i can think of.
-Eat more- take a week of full rest, you're prolly a little overtrained.- Take a little off your workload, don't go to failure every day, and don't do like four excercises per muscle group each workout.
