Male, 1900 calories, 3 days of weight training 4 days of aerobics, getting stamina up for HIIT. My goal is to be lean and defined but not muscular.

Early days I know. I lost 4.4 pounds so far. Am I going to fast or is 4~ pounds per week ok?

I'll start posting photos when there's an actual visible difference.

I have a question about HIIT.(not OP)
There is a small parking lot near my house(150~meters long) that has almost no cars in it, so I thought about doing HIIT in there.
Thing is I don't know what to do in the rest periods, should I just stand and wait 14-15 seconds? Or jog back to the start of the lot and then sprint back again?

I heard that standing right after sprinting can be bad, and you need to cool down because of your blood vessels shrinking back but the blood still moving at high speed or something.
