so i've read the article which says 5 min warmup 20/10 second HIIT and 5 min cooldown is better for aerobic and anaerobic VO2's as compared to 70% 60 mins of jogging.

however, which does the 60 mins of jogging burn more calories?

HIIT is better for burning fat.

there was a big shitstorm not too long ago about how running for 60 min (or over 45 min, I forget) causes you to lose muscle. don't know if that's true thought, but if it is it's definitely bad for weight loss purposes.
