That's silly. there is 7 days in the week. spread it out on each day. Losing weight is about getting daily goals and sticking to them. Not "power workout days".
Whereas with muscle building, you need to work out and have days off where you let muscles rest.
Soo, keep the running each day, and with the muscle workouts. Push your self with them some days then others dont do as many.
Keep doing them though, muscles use calories to build up. Soo you are going to burn more fat during your daily work out.
But keep it daily.
