hey /fit/

I'm just some guy. quite attractive, slim build. but i want to get a bit more buff, in a relatively short amount of time (don't we all), since i can't even do a reasonable push up. So i ask you /fit/: what should i do? what kind of exercises? what should i start eating more, or less?

1. Go to a local gym.
2. Find the biggest motherfucker there. (you know, the one that makes you wonder just how the fuck someone can even get that big.)
3. Ask if he uses any kind of 'special supplements'.
4. Take 'roids.

Don't take steroids, they aren't all they say they are and they're not healthy. The people who tell use to use them have either never seen the side effects or haven't been to a gym. Protein shakes aren't that great as well, just an easy way to get protein in your diet.

You do know that protien shakes as just filtered skimmed dairy products right ?
