Hey /fit/I'm 17 and although I do not know my exact height and weight I do know that I am underweight. What is some advice for me to gain weight and become more fit? I live with my mom so she can buy whatever food is recommended [she says I should drink "Ensure" or something like that] and I'm still in high school and although I can use the weight room I would prefer to start off exercising at home.pic related: its the best body shot of me :/
Go to a bench and figure out how much you can bench.Then go, "what the shit is this, I can only bench 110?"Then start chowing down on steaks and lifting. You'll get closer to a good weight.

so steaks and pasta.im more concerned with gaining weight at the moment than looking muscular

what would be a good number or push-ups and curl-ups and bike riding to do when I'm bored? I've been told you can over due those things.
i could drink milk once in a while, it makes me sick for some reason sometimes but im not lactose intolerant or w/e
