give it your all for 4-5 weeks. Nutrition, workout, etc. Once you see results you'll keep going. If that's too long, an hero.

stop being lazy and just work out. it's not that hard. set aside a couple hours a day, preferably the same time every day, and just stay busy for those 2 hours. i dunno,tl;dr just work the fuck out
