Doing singles or doubles, yeah, sometimes. Oddly enough, my shoulder work too. Especially the shoulder press.

I think it has to do with the sudden increase in blood pressure from lifting

I've gone lightheaded and gotten tunnel vision from squatting but no puking.

I've seen people black out from squatz. Funny stuff. I think it's something to do with the change in blood pressure and the amount you have to concentrate on forcing your body upwards.
