Alright, /fit/!
I've been weightlifting regularly following the rippetoe program for the last 4-5 months as well as maintaining a proper diet for that period, save for the last 2.5 weeks since I went on vacation and have been moving into a new apartment.

I am going to be fasting for the rest of the month for religious reasons. I'll be having a meal at sunup, and a meal at sundown without any food or water in between.
How will this affect my weightlifting routine? Should I continue lifting for the month, or switch to cardio-type exercises? Also, depending on the type of exercise routine I keep for the month, what should be the makeup of the two meals I have? High protein? 40/40/20 Protein/Carbs/Fat?

Any and all advice would be really appreciated.

You should probably invert your sleep cycle.

Otherwise you'll need to be up at night eating like hell.

This would be a good time to cut though, if you were building and cutting.

I have to work 9-5, so I can't really manage a total inversion, but I was planning on just going to bed after my evening meal.
