My forearms are veiny, or get real veiny when I lift weights.

sometimes there's like 'bumps' in the veins. The flow isn't obstructed, there's no pain, it just looks odd. If I rub it it goes back to normal.

It just looks odd, I don't feel any bad effects, but is this abnormal?

Your vein's aren't perfectly cylindrical motherfuckers.

Goddamn either you're a troll or an underaged b&.

You know how the heart contracts and relaxes to pump blood? Well, the veins lose the pressure to pump the blood on the way back up, so those 'bumps' in your veins are actually there to help move the blood along back to the heart.
