/fit/, I have a problem.
I am getting way too skinny and especially muscle-less.
I do about 40-60 push-ups a day.
Any tips on more/other workouts?

Thats a warm up/aerobic partial half ass baby exercise.

Seriously, go get some free weights, do some BURPEES, SQUATZ, DEADLIFTS, and take in 2800+ calories/6 meals everyday. Also, pick up a cool new hobby like boxing, grappling, karate, yoga, soccer, football, track, etc.

Go to exrx.net and look up specific exercises for muscles you want to build up while doing compound & Olympic lifts. Quickly, get off /fit/ and do some shit.

The more you know.

If you're doing 40-60 of anything you're not gonna build muscle. Do exercises where you max out after 8-10 reps.

they are right if u want to get big, u need 3 things. food, exercise, and rest.
if ur missing one of those 3, ur progress will suck.
