running? crunches? situps? leglifts? any other obvious abdominal exercise XD, maybe limit your intake, maybe make reparations and limitations in other aspects of your daily intake to makeup for the calories and carbs in beer. I mean really dude, you don't need someone to tell you this, its all pretty obvious stuff, do a few sets of crunches here and there or whaever, anythings better than nothing.
