I only poo once in a day in the morning. I always feel like I'm not pooing enough and not everything is coming out. Also, it takes me like a couple tries within 30 minutes to get a decent amount out. First I just sit down and fart and maybe a few little chunks come out. 20 minutes later, I'm able to get more to come out.

How do I get a more consistent poo?
