Hey, /fit/. I've been sick for the past few days with a sinus infection, and it's not getting much better, even with the antibiotics. I don't get sick very often (maybe once or twice a year?), but when I do, it seems to hit pretty hard.

Is there anything else I can do to get better faster? Pic unrelated.

Drink fluids, anything will do

Take it easy. I've found stress to be a huge factor when it comes to illness.

litres of fluid, contrast showers, hot milk with honey, sweating and modest excercise to make my blood run faster do it for me.
I once got ill far from civilization, it was awful. Had to wear a hoodie while in a sleeping bag, woke up drenched in sweat with nowhere to wash, UGH.

I'm in your boat. But, when I get sick, I don't like taking medicine, I like trying to get healthy naturally. So take anything you can for your nose and head aches, and everything else is just symptoms.

two words "Neti pot"

google it, go to your local "mega pharmacy" and pick one up. Learn it, use it, love it. Read books about sinus infection. You may have allergies that trigger them, pollution is a big one. Also, defects such as deviated septum make you prone, as well as narrow passages. Enjoy our new hobby!
