>>51950 if gym/weights really isn't an option, at the very least do some supermans for your lower back. i'd recommend doing a basic bodyweight lifting program at home. it shouldn't take too long, and it will help you keep muscle - maintaining your muscle mass will help you lose fat (and thus see your abs) faster. every day is too frequently to work your abs, they'll grow better if you give them time to recover.
i'd recommend A: pushups, split squats, supermans B: chinups, elevated-feet pushups (for shoulders), crunches just doing them on alternate days.
