sup /fit/,Just a general question for the fucking brainers (rofl) out there today:I haven't worked out in a long time, maybe 5-6 months. I haven't gained or lost any weight, just hovered around the same spot.Last week I did one set of fucking push ups. I topped at 40, and FUCK, I was sore as SHIT for three full days.I had to crouch a lot at work for a day last week, and my legs have been hurting me since, it's been six days.Could my diet be causing me to stay fucking SORE for an increased period of time? Or is it just because I'm dying lol etc.?Also, I'm not "that out of shape" I don't think. I do pretty physical work, just not SQUATZ.Oh, and HALP.
You're dying.
>>363837Only happening recently though. Two or three months ago, I "tried" to get back into my routine for a few days at a time, and I wasn't nearly that sore. Lately I've felt like a train ran over me.
>>363839Its normal when you take a huge break. Now go do it again and get your body used to it.
>>363840Well shit, this is what people that have never worked out before feel like when they start.I feel bad for laughing.
I took a 6 month break from the gym, came back, was sore after workouts for several weeks and afterwards I became HARDER BETTER FASTER STRONGER
Fuck me, I don't like being sore for days, it blows having to climb ladders and carry heavy shit. But hey, I want pussy more.
