I play out scenarios in my head about yelling, screaming, or maybe just beating the shit out of or holding a gun to the person and trying to teach them a lesson.. if I'm pissed at a person, per say. I practice these, and sometimes I lose sleep over them because it just doesn't stop and I can't make it stop, and even if I'm not mad, I play conversations throughout the day in repeat sometimes and my mind drifts when I'm concentrating. Well, anyways, partially related but I just kind of went off rambling.
tl;dr: Nothing, and usually confront my issues calmly and in a delicate, yet effective manner may it be with people or personal issues. If it can't be delicate, then straight-forward and forget the sugary coating.
