sup /fit/how can i replace the lower body benefit of squatz without actually doing squatz? (note: i fucking know that you cant replace squatz as a full body workout)i'm rehabbing my back and don't want my legs to shrivel.
You can't even replace that, but you can do a cheap copy by doing leg press, or seated curls.
that's what i was thinking, although i was considering a combination of leg press and hamstring curls. thanks.
