/fit/, I need your help

I'm 18yrs old, female, about 5'4", 130lbs and slowly getting heavier .

For exercise I play softball & take a pilates/yoga class four days a week and use a weightroom for about 45 minutes once a week. During the summer I ride my bike daily. That's it.

I don't eat breakfast. My lunch usually consists of carrots, some kind of crackers, some kind of goldfish/cheeze-it type snack, one or two rice cakes, and some kind of cookie or another handful of crackers. Yeah, I know I eat like a little kid but it's what I'm used to and I don't know what else I should try to buy.

Dinner varies. I've cut down on soda & snacking, and am trying to just snack on almonds, cereal, or something healthy if I have to snack.

Any tips? Foods, if I'm not eating enough, work out suggestions, whatever. I don't care about the weight so much as the pudgy face & stomach.

Breakfast should be your biggest meal, with lunch and dinner being light. Wake up twenty minutes early and get something packed with carbs into you. I eat the same slop every day: Big ass bowl of oatmeal, some scrambled egg whites on a slice of wholewheat toast and a tall glass of OJ. I make lunch and dinner light, which works well for my diet as well as being easier on my busy daytime schedule. This has been repeated in just about every fucking /fit/ post since the dawn of time, but cut out all the soda/corn syrup drinks cold turkey, that shit is terrible for you. Sounds like you've got the exercise portion already set.

I'm aware that it makes me look like an unapologetic homosexual, my friends found the carton of egg whites a few months ago and they still haven't quit with the limpwrist/lisp jokes, lol. When I started my regimen I had dangerously high blood-cholesterol and my doctor ordered me to stop eating eggs completely unless I switched to egg whites, and even then only eat them sparingly. It's been over a year and I've dropped 105lb, my BC is probably low enough to switch back to delicious, delicious yolked eggs again, but old habits die hard, yo.

well, in that case, i forgive you... that IS actually a good reason to switch to whites only... so many people are just fucking pansies about it though... i mean seriously! the yolk is the part that tastes good
