sounds like a good workout for someone with no specific goals other than fitness.
i dont mean that to sound like an insult either.
i just confused when i see people spending money, time and energy to try to be something they're not.
"ooh! T-nation has an article onw a 6 month training program that is sure to add 1 inch to my vertical jump! I don't play basketball, but let me do it anyway for the unnecesary sense of self satisfaction and a pat on the back!"
i do the same type of workout dude. i just aim to be in shape and hover at 160 at 5'7. i could lose another 10 pounds or so but honestly, i dont feel like eating nothing but salad and grilled chicken.
my routine is this.....i bike for half an hour every morning while watching the news.
monday = pushups, pull up, chin up, reverse pushup, crunches, sit ups, twists
wednesday = BW squats, lunges, king deadlifts, hyper extensions, light good morning (with a band), leg raises
Friday = planks, core exercises and balancing workouts on the bosu ball.
