we've had mixed opinions on coffee in the past, but what does /fit/ think about frappuccinos since they have milk and protein in them?

mixed opinions? More like misinformation. Black coffee = fine. Coffee with milk and sugar and sucrslose and whipped cream and complicated starbucks drink faggotry in general = bad. There is no opinion.

Wohohow there champ, what's wrong with niggerdark coffee and some milk(3%)?

that's not so bad, but black is teh healthiest and has barely any calories. Most coffee addicts drink more than one cup a day, and when you add milk cream sugar etc you create a failure.

Calories =/= unhealthy, you fucking imbecile. You could put a half fucking gallon of milk in your coffee, and as long as you consider the caloric and nutritional value as part of your daily diet, and adjust the rest of what you eat for the day accordingly, it's perfectly fine.

are you saying i could eat 3 handfuls of lard a day but eat nothing else, and be fine because it's only 2500 calories?

If calories weren't a concern in excess adjustments to the rest of your daily intake wouldn't need to be made.

so If I add only 1% percent or skim milk in my coffee that I'm set, right?

>as long as you consider the caloric and nutritional value
>nutritional value

No, learn to read.

And you're just fucking retarded.

No. Where the calories come from matters, and how you ingest them is more important than the number you consume. When you mix caffiene with sugar/carbs your body converts the shit into fat quicker, it's why soda is so effective at making people into lard asses. Coffee with any kind of shit in it isnt good, black coffee is fine. It can even help you burn a little fat. Fucktard.

your body doesn't convert the sugar/carbs quicker...it uses them as your primary source of energy..which would lead your body to store other forms of energy as fat..but that's only if you're drinking coffee every few hours.

coffee can't help you burn fat, lmao. have you learned anything from /fit/?
