Fatty McGee
/fit/,

I graduated high school at 307lb. Changed diet, started going to the gym, 5 years later I was 154lb. Since then, I've spent a year doing volunteer work (no gym facilities) and four years behind a desk working off student loans (diet has gone to hell and work schedule is erratic since I run the office). I now weigh 161lb., but I'm skinnyfat instead of slim like I was after the initial weight-loss.

I'm fed up with my lack of discipline and want to get back into shape. Suggestions, brah?

Oh, yeah. I have OATZ and Whey protein already, along with granola, yogurt and vegetables. Diet isn't the weak point anymore.

tl;dr = exercises to help get back on track with a /fit/ lifestyle.

Grilled salmon, chicken breasts, or occasionally switched with a piece of steak for dinner. I drink the whey protein mixed with water (mid-morning) while at the office to help fight the urge to hit the snack machine.

Pick a sport if you need routine, something like Karate, just so you have people that are there and know when you've been absent.

Can you afford the gym?
Got the discipline to buy weights, learn workouts etc?

Squats - reps? sets?
Time of day?

Give me a general consensus.
