if you're going to eat red meat, rabbit is easily the bast for you. higher protein fraction than beef and lower fat percentage and so lower calorie as well. the fats in it are less unhealthy and, as luck has it, it is also a much much more tender meat, but watch out for overcooking it, as it dries out. a properly cooked rabbit is amongst the most delicious things you will ever eat.
O rly?An even better reason to raise rabbits on my farm. Sadly, I might get too attached to the little bastards, regardless of how tasty they are (I've had em before, they're like chikkin)
