I used to drink around 2-3 regular sodas per day, and 2-3 cups of juice per day; about 600 calories per day. I'm 5'9, about 160 pounds, and I'm wondering if my little pocket of stomach fat will vanish on its own if the only change I make would be to switch to water. No pop, no juice, the only thing excluding water would be 1 glass of milk in the morning. Would my weight drop significantly?

I'm sure it'd make some changes, the problem with juices is that oftentimes they're just "juice cocktails" loaded with sugars. If you have not done so already I'd seriously try naked juice and odwalla juices, they're natural and have little sugars. But yes, water water water.

Only if you changed your whole diet completely would you lose a significant amount of weight. Also, compliment that with exercise and lots of sleep.

no exercise - no fat loss

OP here, neglected to mention I do at least 30 mins of bike riding per day. Not much, I know, but should I try to increase the amount, and by how much?
