Hey /fit/, what are some easy weight training exercises that I can do anywhere and without any real weights?

I am currently doing sit ups and pushups and the like but I'm sure there are other secret routines that are more effective. On a side note, does being sore the next day mean you did a good work out the day before?

there are no fucking secret routines...

pushups(wide, regular, diamond)
crunches(regular, legs up, bicycle)
pullups
air squats
lunges
mountain climbers

and various variations of each

There is a word for the type of exercise you're looking for:

"Calisthenics"
