op: its the fucking cheapest supplement available. there is no reason not to take it. don't listen to faggots that tell you to load. take no more than 3-5 grams a day. get it online and you should be able to get a kilo for 20 bucks. that'll last about a year.
also, creatine is not for BIGGER MUSSULS so if thats what you're expecting, you will be let down. the increase in muscle size will go away when you cycle off of it but the strength you gain will not.
