Help me out /fit/. I have dumbbells. Lots of them. My friend just deployed and gave me his set to hold onto. What's a good full-body routine with dumbbells only?Pic unrelated but awesome.

Put them in a cart and haul them around behind you to really get those legs working. Strap them to yourself then do any other daily activity for overall effect. Other than that, I'd look to someone else for advice.

I like the one hand clean (and press?) for the explosive power. really kicks my friends ass, surprising him out of no where with this stregth. I can do 40-50 lbs like this 3x10. and i'm a small guy 5'6"
