Hi /fit/, im a fattie.

I was wondering the effects of jogging everyday with a trash bag on every other day over the summer.

I am pretty interested in losing weight as fast as i can while still being able to maintain the exercising routines.

Help?

trash bag won't help... sweating has nothing to do with fat loss... the jogging is good though.

you can safely lose 0.5% body fat per week... find your current level... then decide what you want to end up at (7% is the minimum for sustained health).... subtract and multiply by two... that's how many weeks it'll take you.

If you jog 4 times a week, and combine that with eating healthy, you'll lose weight in no time. Just be consistent. I'd say the eating is almost more important than the jogging, as I've noticed a considerable difference when keeping a strict diet, regardless of the amount I'm jogging.
