Yo /fit/. I am having a shit day and I decided, after a few hours of real consideration, that it would be bitchin' to get me some comfort food. So I went over to Wendys and grabbed myself a burger and fries. Keep in mind I avoid beef the majority of the year. Today I had beef and it was terrible. Anyone else have any experiences with the food they used to eat as a fatty either negative or positive. No real reason for this, just a shitty day and this is how I am coping.

Well I'm skinny, and I try to eat fatties foods I get sick to my stomach. EVEN THOUGH IT TASTES GOOD. It sucks, because I like fish 'n' chips. :(

No. I'm not. I eat enough each day, and I'm actually GAINING weight. My doctor sent me to a RD and she checked me out, did the whole food diary shit, she gave me information on how to gain weight appropriately, I followed directions, and I was successful. She basically told me that I probably just have a lower appetite than other people, and when I get hungry it is harder for me to notice, so I have to pay more attention to regulating my meals.

I just can't eat anything full of grease, I will get nauseas and have to take a break halfway through. I can finish it though.

I always think you guys who say that anorexia bullshit are faggots. Fuck you.
