Im 5'7 and I weigh about 180 lbs.
Id like to lose about 30 pounds.
Does anyone know how fast I can lose all this weight? I want to lose it in the shortest amount of time possible, but also in the healthiest way possible. In the end, I would like a really slim athletic looking body. I dont want to look incredibly buff or anything, just rather fit and slim.
I hear having a fast metabolism is good so Id really like to speed up my metabolism and Iv been wondering if there was any way to speed up my metabolism ?

Any suggestions /fit/?
Work outs, food intake amounts, diets, number of miles to run in the morning, etc...

It's irrelevant. Would it make a difference if it would take one month, or one year? People who need to lose weight NAO NAO NAO tend to be the ones who have no motivation and quit after a week. Not to mention no one can answer that question anyway, everyone is different.
