Hello fellow /fit/izens. I'm thinking of taking hydroxycut on top of my current fitness program which is a mashup of starting strength and HIIT. Good or bad idea?

almost every supplement is bullshit.

protein, is ofc protein, buts its not gonna make you go "whuuu ZUPAHZAYAN"

and so on, they might work a little, but its not worth spending money on, imo.
