HEY /fit/!I just got back from the gym and I feel extremely gooood.It's strange though. I feel like crap when I think about going and lifting. Then I push myself to do it and I feel godlike.Then when I'm done it feels like I'm high.Is this good?

I just vomited from a work out......feels good man
>>421276Interesting. My workout consists of many upper body works using 10 reps. I'm usually completely exhausted by the 10th rep though, I can barely finish.
