Hey /fit/ I'm a 5'5" 130lb fit guy who has done mostly cardio but is moving on to weight lifting. I'll be taking Up Your Mass along with Whey Protein. I was wondering what you guys think about that? I'll be taking the Whey Protein once in the morning and again right after working out. I'll also take the UYM an hour before working out and before going to bed. Does this sound like a good plan? I'll be working out all days except Wednesday and Sunday.Discuss
Oh I'm also taking centrum performance daily along with a fish oil capsule
