What does /fit/ think of Kefir? I never tried it until recently, and found it's a delicious yogurt-like drink, full of protein. Also, like yogurt and cultured milk, it contains 'live cultures', a.k.a. bacteria, that are supposed to help with your immune and digestive system. It's also tasty and comes in fruit flavors.Only problem is, the stuff gives me the foulest gas. I'm not sure if it's the 'cultures' decomposing the old bad food in my digestive system or what, but man...it's so bad at times it's embarrassing.Anyone else tried this stuff?
