I really want to lose some weight (about 25 pounds) but for some reason I am lacking the necessary drive to do so.1. I'll begin exercising & try to eat better, but after a week or so I seem to always revert back to my previous bad habits. I'll think abut going for a run and end up not doing it because I don't 'feel' like doing it right now and put it off.The only thing that I have kept up with is that I eat a variety of fruit for lunch nearly every day.Epic Fail on my part :\
