I take 2 diet protein shakes a day e.g. breakfast and lunch.
Around 25g protein and 200 calories and its packed with nutrition.
Also taking the wtflolownage multi-vitamins they provide
Dinner i used to have the healthy microwave meals from stores, but since i found out that i dont need all these carbs as much, i have started switching to lean meats & vegetables for dinner. I try to limit my evening meal's carbs to 20g if possible.
Im not working atm, i spend every single day in the same routine as follows:
8am - get up, have breakfast
9/10am - 10 mins weights, 40 mins crosstrainer (i dont fuck about on it, i keep my heartrate up and only stop for 10-15 secs max to drink water)
12/1pm - have lunch
2/3pm - 10 mins weights, 20 mins crosstrainer (more intense this time)
4/5pm - eat evening meal, now split into 2 and eat half of it 1.5 hours between each other.
7-10pm - 2 cups of plain green tea

People can call this shit, a waste of money, could have been done better etc.. but i honestly dont care. It has been working great for me so far and i am quite happy doing this with the same routine every day if it has me in shape to apply for the army by September.
