Alright, I'll make this one of my first few posts here on /fit/.

In my case, however, I don't have a problem about being overweight, but rather my problem is being way too small for my age (122 lbs, 5' 6", age 18). I want to shoot for about 140ish, but no matter how much I eat or what I eat, my weight doesn't go up fast enough at all.

I don't have any diseases I think. The only problem I'm mainly seeing is that I'm not exercising enough to gain muscle mass. Either that, or it could be because I've got incredible metabolism.

Unfortunately, I don't have a camera or whatever, so pic unrelated.

I guess I'll throw in my diet as well.

Recently I've dropped white bread for whole wheat, and I eat a shit ton of rice on my spare time.

I don't drink soda much. Most of my liquid intake is either water, green tea, powerade, gatorade, or lemonade.

Most of my food is fried or grilled.

And none of this is bullshit, I need to know how to gain weight.

lurk moar there's over 9000 posts about this.

Anyways..
Need to find you BMR for your weight/age after you get the daily calorie number add 40% to this and that should be the calories needed to increase weight.

Then you need a consistent diet plan. Eating large portions throughout the day in 5-6 meals.

Exercise(Training) helps aswell

Lots of protein. No cardio. Lift weights you can only do 8-12 reps on before failure. Free weights, preferably.
