..a goddamned pic of Marine Corps bootcamp. fuckin memories, ha.
Yes OP, you can. Start a workout plan involving your exercises of choice. i.e :pushups, side straddle hops, mountain climbers, dips, pullups, whatever.
Find out how many you can do at one time halfway easily. Do that number and those workouts every day for 2 weeks. The next week, increase the reps by 20, the next week, by 20 more,..then stick with that number for another week, then the next, 20 more. Continue as needed. This is just what I do and I'm 6'3 235. Everyone has their own way of gaining size, but if it works for most people in the Corps, then it has a pretty good chance of working for you.

or,..
Week 1
10 pushups (self explanatory)
10 side straddle hops (jumping jacks)
10 crunches (lay on your back, with your thighs perpendicular to the deck, ankles crossed, cross your arms under your chest, then do a crunch)
10 squats (feet shoulder width apart, squat down while moving your arms straight out in front of you, when you stand, move your arms back to your sides)
10 triple threat (lay flat, feet 6 inches off the deck for 20 seconds, then legs lifts, then feet off the deck for 20 seconds, then hello dolly's {keep your legs straight, and just spread your legs and close them}, then feet 6 inches off the deck for 20 seconds, then flutter kicks {like leg lifts, only alternating})
10 sun gods (forwards AND backwards) (arms straight out to the side, arm rotations, keep your arms straight, remember, forward, then backward)
max set of pullups (self explanatory)
10 min walk/jog (self explanatory)

Each new week, add 10 to whatever number you were doing before.
Week 2 will be walk/jog
Week 3 will be jog/run
Week 4 will be jog/run
Week 5 will be running
Week 6 will be walk/sprint

You can keep all these workouts 2 count to start off with, but doing a 4 count exercise really helps me to do more. I kept the numbers low to start you off so you can just get back into the habit of moving again.
