So I decided to go read on the elliptical machine at my campus rec center to to kill two birds with one stone. Long story short, I lost track of time and was on it for about 80 minutes, going top speeeeeed. All I had to eat today was a bowl of cereal. Am I going to die?

add an hour of cycling and do that 4/7 days of the week, with 2 days of strength training. In addition, core workouts every other day
