Hey /fit/, can I get buff from pushups?

Or do I -need- a benchpress machine of some sort?

Currently I can do about 20-25 consecutive perfect form pushups.

raise legs onto chair or bed. get up to doing 100 consecutive without a sweat regularly. THEN go to gym so you don't look like an idiot taking up machines to lift 20 lbs.

remember to apply daily amounts of HIIT and squatz.

How much do you weigh OP? I can do the same. 23 last time I did an exhaustion test. 27 when I've rested and had food and water beforehand.

No, you can't get buff that way.

Go to the gym.

Ugh. You people do realize that you have a whole shitton of body mass right below your pecs and arms, right?

OP here. I weigh about 220 lbs.

And when I say "get buff" I mean "get buff pecs and triceps". What, did you think I meant EVERY muscle?

You'd be surprised how many dumbasses there are both on here and IRL who think that 30 minutes of cardio is enough exercise for their legs.
