You need a fucking strict diet. The pic shows what is refered to as "drying out". That means little to no carbs on workout days and minimal on off days. Huge protein intake and lots of cardio.

OP: do some good, legit bodyweight exercises and watch your diet. This means doing things other than just vanilla pushups and situps, so do some research first on other kinds of good bodyweight exercises. Chinups for biceps, dips for chest, pullups for back, pistols for legs, elevated/diamond/plyo pushups for moar chest, russian twists for abs, hanging leg raises for moar abs, ect. Do your homework and you'll be fine.

I feel like I'm loosing massive ammounts of libido because of working out intensively and having a high protein low carb diet. Would stopping for a couple of days and eating alot of vedgies + fruits help me getting into battle condition for the weekend? Or do I just fuck it and go buy viagra?
