All the tubby mis/fit/s would find it a lot easier to lose weight if they cut out meat from their diet. You have to watch your protein, though.

In b4 obligitary drama over ethics, psuedoscience, evolution, etc that always ends up in these threads.

While what you say is true, you're oversimplifying it.

I'm not saying it's the only thing you have to do, you still have to exercise, etc. But it helped me lose weight a lot.

What I mean is that, while some of the most common meats are awful (like beef and pork), lean meats can be very healthy (like chicken and rabbit).
In general, the smaller the animal, the more healthy it is to eat. You just have to make sure not to coat it with bread crumbs and barbecue sauce.

If you don't eat meat you take dicks up the ass.

Holy shit.... People, beef is not the reason these idiots are fat.

Yeah, the reason is because they eat badly and don't exercise often.
Cutting out beef would be one step towards eating better.

cheap carby/starchy meals, often fried in plant-based oils, cause more obesity and do more damage than eating too much meat and not enough plants

Fish and lean poultry are pretty much the only "good meat", but then again a good lean steak is pretty good for you too, as long as you don't fuck it up with steak sauce.

People are fat because they eat a rancher's meal without having a rancher's workload. Most people who go out and dine on ribeye steak will not work off the extra calories on the same day. To make matters worse, it's usually an evening meal.

The problem I have with cutting animals out of my diet, is there isn't much to replace them with. That, and every store bought premade veg thing is shit, so you Have to make your own stuff, which is hard cuz you are just starting and don't know how to make enough things to not get bored and quit.
