30sec run 20 sec jogdo it for 5 times (5minutes) and then keep increasing by 1 every weekyour starting length should be on you though. if you can handle it

if youre gonna do it right when u wake before u eat then lift later in the dayif youre gonna do it any other time then lift first then hiit
