Another review my routine thread. I try to hit the gym M-F. MWF is chest and arms. Tues and Thurs is legs and back. I've been running on the treadmill after lifting (usually 2-3 miles in 20-25 minutes), but I've been thinking of doing some HIIT after lifting instead. Any suggestions?

15 minutes, 30seconds of all-out sprinting followed by 60 seconds of jogging, repeat 10 times. Move a second over every day, until by the 60th day you're sprinting full out for the full 15 minutes.
