After 1 1/2 years of bodybuilding and being a rat gym here is my new routine. plese rate it. im gonna start it today
Monday - Chest & Calves
- DB Press 3 4-8
- Incline DB press 3 4-8
- Decline DB press 3 4-8
- DB Flies 3 10-12

-One leg Calf Raise 3 10-12
-Barbell Seated Calf Raise 3 10-12

Tuesday - Biceps & Forearms
-Barbell Curl 3 4-8
-Hammer Curl 3 8-10
-Dumbbell Curl 3 8-10
-Negative Concentrated Curl 3 8-10

I hate you because you are a faggy ass bodybuilder, but you really need to put in the major compound lifts, like barbell bench, squat, and deadlift.

Do em with high reps, but they would be a solid addition to your isolation gayness
