Real trampolining where you exert more than about 8 g's per bounce on one leg alone, body tension, and kinasthesis are required to do even the most basic of moves.
I'm not a kid who's doing seatdrops. I'm traning for standards, which is not just up and down.
Also, good practise for twisters in diving. And i'd like to see you do double bounceroll to one and a half twisting back somersault straight into a two and three piked into a birani ball out, piked double somersault and forwards half out to finish.
If you understood any of that, you gain + 1 not idiot status.
