Weight training according to my gym:

Do 11 exercises per section, but only 2 for the legs, using only machines for the most exercises.

Squats are for the women, they should do 20reps with a quarter of their bodyweight. Real men lay their back on a seat and push hundred of pounds with their legs!

What's a deadlift? Sounds dangerous.

I do my behind-the-back-barbell-shrugs in the squat racks. I stretch in the squat rack, it makes me feel safe.

I come work out wearing my nightclub clothes.

My trainer is so great. He is a master of bodybuilding. He knows a lot of exercises, every months he gives me new exercises.
