Hey /fit/, two quick questions:1) I know everyone says don't work out every day, but is there some minimum before this makes sense? I just started making lifestyle changes about a week ago, and I've been doing basic stuff (pushups, situps, squatz) without weights every day.2) The upper inside part of my hammies are quite sore. Is it because I've been doing too much, or just not enough stretching? What's a good stretch for that part of the hammies?
don't work out the TO FAILURE THE SAME IDENTICAL MUSCLES every day. rotate muscle groups.
