how does /fit/ feel about frozen foods?

I for one get my daily amount of fruit in my smoothie and their frozen. The FDA says that frozen fruit still holds just as much (if not even more) than non frozen.

But how does /fit/ feel about this?

does it really fucking matter when some overweight fuck is trying to eat healthier and lose some weight? no.

maybe if you were an olympic athlete, or a pro bodybuilder etc. but none of us are. so fuck it. eat them frozen

Frozen > Canned but Fresh > *

Too much sodium in canned. Drain canned stuff and sit in tap water for a couple minutes (and drain again) to get rid of a bit of the sodium (you can't do that with all canned goods, tho).

Damaged nutrients in frozen, but seriously, how many of da noochies do you really miss out on? I believe they flash freeze these foods commercially, so you don't really miss out until you take it to the home freezer. Long story short, the grocery trip home will start a reaction that will cause for more damage to the noochies (but not much). Still better than canned, dammit (especially if you have to watch your sodium intake).

I am a nutritionist, and there are many different studies that prove different values from crops grown in different soils ranging from sewage, organic, and hydroponic medium.

But other frozen foods concern me
If you ever see how many ingredients there are to preserve it.-
They're not very good for you.
Frozen dinners and snacks- Unhealthy
It wouldn't hurt for more people to learn to eat raw snacks-
Fruits and veggies.
