haha sorry guys. it was a full body pic originally so at least you can be thankful i edited SOME parts of myself out.

anyway, yeah, i've lost like 50 pounds already just with running. i can prove that too i have pictures of me being even larger. (see <<) but um, yeah, at this point, sort of "downhill" approaching endgame, i want to make sure i don't bulk up accidently. Any serious suggestions?

so i eat mostly whole grains and organic vegetable.
and canned black beans because they're so delicious. But that's pretty much my meal plan.

i haven't been able to run so much lately due to backlogged school work but i guess i should just make time, yeah, and stress out/lose sleep later? xD

if you get out and exercise your school work will be easier and you'll wake up everyday feeling more refreshed even if you're getting less sleep. I lost a lot of fat over the last year and honestly if you're a bigger dude, stay big, gain muscle, go to the gym and as you get bigger and put up more weight you will burn more calories.

also black beans, nuts, etc are all good sources of protein methinks. I feel better now, could be placebo, but it's certainly a step up from the way I WAS eating previously.

Try fasting one day each week. That of course means you can "drink" whatever you want (water is preferable) just don't eat anything on that day.

I would suggest cutting down on calories...if you eat three meals a day cut out one of them. also eat healthier...no fatty foods... lean meats, protein blah blah blah... do some fucking research you tool.
