sup /fit/,Ive been working out for a couple months (sit ups (100 every night), arm curls (100 reps w/ 12 pounds) etc)but I haven't really been seeing results, only in my arms. Im not fat, but i do have some on my stomach (not much, but some). and when I feel under my stomach fat i feel hard muscle. I got advice to go running after school to burn off some fat, but when i got home (I work out before i go to sleep) I was too tired and could only do 50 reps of arm curls and i just fell asleep. What should I do?
