the diet that's best is the one that you are not currently on. It would be so much helpful if you typed out what you eat on a normal day instead of all this crap:

no shit, you weight 100kg when you should be around 70-80kg. Your fat is in your waist and thighs? Oh I thought it might be in your head...
1. Type out what you eat on a normal day 2. Wait for 2 or 3 people to comment on it 3. Read some of the other threads, which have great advice on both workouts and diet

You don't know anything about fitness, and it also seems you are unwilling to learn. Theres a big difference between thinking you're out of shape, and waking up every day with the desire to change. Once you reach the latter fatty, you have the right to ask for advice.
