I take:
*syntha-6=good tasting protein but I can't say that I see direct results, take one serving morning and when i go to bed
*Gnc Ultra mega gold vitamins= Just good vitamins take 1 twice a day
*N30 by MRI= Worked great the first time but i am not seeing any results now. Will try 6 pills which is the "take for extreme effect serving" (4 is standard and saw results on that first time with 4)

Only been doing this about 3 weeks so yet to make any solid findings.

On a related note, i'm going to start doing some supplements as i'm moving to a new phase on P90X. I'm going to pick up some creatine and whey concentrate (BB.com suggests that it has more beneficial proteins); when should I actually have a protein shake? After working out while eating dinner? Thats usually how it works out; i'm not home between 6:30 and... 6:15 (fucking commute)

I would recommend syntha-6 or a similar protein (one that contains different types of protein) which get digested over a period of 8 hours for constant protein. And after a workout i would recommend Golden Finish By Controlled Labs

here's my stack:

Before all meals: CLA 1g, Green Tea Extract 600mg I think

During a meal: Vitamin Shoppe Men's multivitamin, zinc gluconate 50mg, Fish Oil 6g

Before workout: N.O. Xplode

After workout: fruit smoothie with 60g protein.

I also add 2 Tbsp Flaxseed meal to my oatmeal in the morning.

Im on creatine, god knows if its doing anything, i cant tell. I'll keep using it thought because its hardly expensive and ive only been on it for a month so i guess i could see gains later...
