I know a lot of fighters who have gotten into the bell routine. Not done it myself much though. (I hate buying new eqip.) It is suposed to improve the brute streignth of the person considerably over time. However. You need to be carefull with these. It's very easy to hert yourself. Try to due some reaserch on proper teqniqe. Or find someone who knows their stuff. Somehow I dont think the guy in the pic. is you. It's hard to see the face but it reminds me of...a certain brazilian fighter. If that is you, and are who I think. Would love to be able to discuss mutual mma experiances.
