If you want to remove the fat over your stomach, all you have to do is train your abs HARD. do atleast 500 crunches a day, whichever kind you want. Try not to each much, you don't want your abs to get huge, you just want them to show.
Don't lift weights; your abs won't be able to handle the other lifts (primarily squats).
