Alright /fit/ im 16 about 5'9 and i weigh 234
pounds and im ready for a change im tired of
being the fat guy.i eat about 2100 calories a day
wicth isnt very much but i do almost nothing
physicly therefore im not losing weight but
constantly gaining so i ask you what kind of
exercise routine should i begin.Should i join a
gym or just start jogging? i dont know so thats
why i came to you /fit/

Also, jogging should work, be sure to set yourself targets (in terms of distance) which you increase when you reach them. Low-cal diets are stupid, they just tire you out; you might actually want to try eating more, but increase your protein intake and try to move towards a more balanced 6 meals a day routine.
