noob advice
Hi, I'm 17/m 5"10 140 pounds
I want to get a fitter and build more muscle, particularly improving my abs, biceps, triceps and pecs

I have 4kg dumbell and two 4kg discs that I could use as 8kg dumbell

Flight of stairs (increase my stamina?)

What dyou suggest as a daily work out? or should it be one day on one day off

currently doing situps, press ups, curls and jogging
