HIIT- Hight Intense Interval training
Basically, like, sprint for one min, jog for two, spring for 1 min, jog for two...something along those lines.
Supposedly, studies show that doing intervals burn 3 times more fat than say, running at a steady pace for 30 mis.
Whereas HITT is only like 10 mins.
I'm not expert, so research some more.
