ok /fit/ since I work out 3-4 times a week and take a jogging class for uni. If I were to go vegetarian, would I need to take multivitamins? Also, shoudl I erally watch my carbs and just eat alot of veggies adn fruits?

sure, go for it. Make sure you are getting enough protein and fat, and watch how many carbs you eat. Many vegetarians feast on carbs and end up anemic. Also, since meat is a good source of fat, you need to make sure you are still getting enough since you arent eating meat. Peanut butter is great as it will also help provide protein. good luck
