hey i know you're supposed to eat breakfast to boost your metabolism, but i can't stomach food after getting up, doesn't matter whether even if it's something unhealthy like caek -- i feel sick. i do juice some vegetables and fruit though, would this be enough or does it have to be solid food?
I'm no pro but a good, light smoothie in the morning might work.

Try oats with delicious raisins and almonds.Goes down a lot easier than bread.I'm a bit in the same boat, not always hungry in the morning, but starving painfully at 10-11 if I dont eat anything.
I don't like coffee. Oatmeal is one of the foods that make me sick. Actually, it makes me sick at any time.
