So I'm 5'9" and 168 lbs. I know that's slightly overweight but not enough to merit looking as fucking fat as I do. What kind of workout and diet should I do to build up some muscle mass? I kind of want that Brad Pitt from Fightclub look but I have REALLY broad shoulders so I don't know if I can pull it off. I have a gym mebership btw.
