I'm having some problems getting my stomach to be flat. I'm thin, do HIIT 3 times a week and swim on the days that I don't. But my stomach still sticks out like I'm pregnant...

I can hold it in and make it look completely flat, but as soon as I relax its like theres a baloon under my skin. When I tense my abs it still sticks out quite a bit though. Theres no fat there, no love handles or anything so I don't know whats wrong.

Anyone else have this? What can I do?

I have the same issue but that's attributed to scoliosis that causes the protrusion.

your stomach gets bloated probably because of the size of your meals
that happens to me anyway

try to eat a little less and see if the bloated feeling lessens

I have lordosis. Have 6 pack but it curves outwards because of lumbar curvature, especially the lower abs. When I don't flex my stomach looks fat. Shitsux.
