One exercise for the rest of your life Anonymous
Ok /fit/, if you could only do one exercise for each body part for the rest of your life, what would it be? Me:

Pecs- Pushups
Delts- lateral raises
Biceps- Standing barbell curls
Triceps- Tricep Dips
Abs- leg raises
Quads- Squats
Hamstrings- straight leg deadlift
Calves- Seated calf raises
Lats- Pullups
Mid-back- Seated rows

Haha, isolationfag, this thread is pointless because I can just pick about 10 different compound exercises, which is about what I do normally.

This thread is now about what exercise you would do if you could only do one for the rest of your life. For me it would be overhead squats because of the core and overhead strength component.

There's this one country, I can't remember which one, did kinda okay at the Olympic in weightlifting this year. Anyways, their lifters incorporate a lot of overhead squats in their training or something.

I actually don't do overhead squats at all, but if I were to do only one lift for the rest of my life, it would be overhead squats. Or low bar squats, I dunno.
