Depends, how much of it's muscle, how much is fat?

If you can maintain 70+ grams of protein a day, then who cares how much weight you lose, some people lose and gain HUGE amounts on a yearly basis without any damage.

I'm a vegetarian and I barely get any protein. What's the best way to get it besides meat? And also, mostly all of it is fat. And I have a heart condition so I cant do fucking crazy workouts or my heart goes insane.

So do reasonable workouts and work up to fucking crazy, everyone starts somewhere. :P

As for protein, there's lots of places you can go to get whey protein, whey protein concentrate, is your best bet, 60grams of that in 2 glasses of milk and you're ssettt!

If you've got a heart condition, that'll limit your calorie expenditure being able to go through the roof, hence you'll have to rigourously limit your calorie intake.

This means lots of fibre and protein, keeps you feeling fuller for longer, aswell as SOME carbs, prefferably complex, not sugary carbs, and no carbs after 3pm (simple and easy)

It's harder for vego's, but that's your choice, so I guess you gotta run with it.

For the record, whey's made from animal products, but not the meat itself, so unless you're a paranoid super-vegan, you shuold be sweet.

Personally I'd suggest alot less carbs (fruit's got alot) but being a vego, I'm not really experienced, normally I'd suggest:

4 eggs on rye for breakfast

handfull of nuts + some ham\turkey for a snack

Mince + rice with some kind of light sauce for lunch

Bitta turky or something for snack

Another bit of any meat of your choice for a snack (or protein shake)

Shitload of meat\eggs for dinner

a good sized bowl of cottage cheese, or maybe some more, you gueesed it, meat or eggs, for an after dinner snack.

The serving sizes would be smaller for you than me, because I'm trying to bulk, but for a vego, Iunno, kinda lost, do you eat milk, eggs and cheese?

Stick to cow's milk if you don't have allergies.

As for food, LOTS of nuts, like honestly, you shuold be pissing cashews\almonds\whatever else basically, they're your best option for healthy fats and protein I can think of. sorry I can't be more help=\

It doesn't require any diet. IT SHOULD THOUGH. Because I think if I lose like 50 pounds it will probably go away. I never had it before I was overweight. It's tachycardia. I take medicine to control it, but with the more weight I gain, the worse it gets, and I don't want to die anytime soon.

Ignore people who talk about never training hard, or that you can get results without doing as much, or that too much of a good thing is bad.

If you can lose 10 lb's a week, do it. if you can lose 20... well, aside from being a freak, if you're only losing fat, DO IT.

Loose skin shuoldn't be TOO much of an issue, but if there is any, fill it with some muscle ;)

Once you've acquired stretch marks, learn to accept them - because they aren't going anywhere. Cocoa butter isn't going to do jack. Sunlight isn't going to help, either. They'll fade to a lighter color but they'll still be noticeable in certain lights.

I'm losing weight slowly to give my skin time to catch up. It takes a while but eventually it'll firm up a bit. Plus my body doesn't like sudden anything, losing a ton of weight quickly would probably cause doom a couple years down the line.
