weighted plyometrics... high weight, low reps...

Start lifting heavy squats and deadlifts. Once you can put up at least 1.5 of your body weight, start some serious plyometrics.

calf muscles and ankle flexibility are the core of jumping. build strong leg strength while loosing unnecessary weight will be the key to flying like the gods.

Holy shit, no. Calf muscles are only useful for absorbing impact. The ability to explosively open the hips is what drives a jump. Try to jump using only your calves, I dare you.

Learn the Olympic Lifts if you want to increase your vertical.

Also, 15 Squatz per set is too many if you're trying to build strength/power. Try to keep it around 3-5 reps.

Plyo is great but don't rely on it too heavily. What helps the most is to just KEEP JUMPING. Whatever you want to jump FOR, dunks or hurdles or flips or whatever, keep on doing those kinds of jumps.

If it's a complex movement like a back or front flip, all the vertical jump in the world won't help if you have no technique so keep that in mind.
