Then what guys that get very strong and muscled from working jobs that are physically demanding (like construction)? Their muscles are quire developed, but they still have huge guts. That is technically "spot reduction" (or even "spot expansion").

That's a completely different concept. You can choose where you gain muscle (by doing isolated muscle workouts) but it doesn't work the same way for losing fat.

You can be muscular, but if you have inches of fat on top of those muscles, then you won't see any definition.

Along with the usual stuff.. Crunches!! Reverse and regular! I'm a total girl fatty, with the usual segmented belly fats along the pants line.. The lower of which I will refer to as a "front ass" *but not anywhere CLOSE to as big as OP image). Since I've added crunches to my regular regime, my bumper has been getting noticeably smaller, faster.

I have a long way to go yet, but I was excited enough to want to share it with you. :) Good luck, OP.
