/Fit/ is there any problem with drinking only water? I've completely cut out soda from my diet, and am looking towards doing this. I don't drink Milk ( Lactose Intolerant,) and just about everything I can find seems to be filled with sugars. So, anything wrong with having nothing but water?

The only thing you have to watch out for with water is if you drink too much and don't get enough sodium in your diet, you could collapse. (If you do any strenous activites, drink a bit of Gatorade after every three or four bottles of water)

i drink about a gallon a day, or until i pee clear. i eat alot of food and take a multi vitamin so i need to keep my body flushing out the shit it doesn't need

Buy lactose free milk. The generic brand tastes most like regular milk (as opposed to Lactaid brand).

I too am lactose intolerant, but you still need to have some dairy.
