Do you accidently lift an incorrect amount of weight?
I accidently used 25lbs instead of 10lbs on my squat today. 30 extra weight. I laughed so hard when i found out after my first set.

Put a 5 pounder one side, and a 10er on the other. Fucked up my lift, kept overcompensating and the opposite leg got a better workout
