Not something you can keep in a home aquarium, sadly.

Blue ringed octopus.

The size of a golfball. It's poison has no known antidote. One bite can kill a grown man in hours.

Catch one :D

And no, i've only snorkeled a handful of times.

http://www.spearfishingworld.net/News/article/sid=38.html

"The attack tore off Charles' facemask and regulator. Charles managed to swim back to his boat."

"I got off easy. He could've easily taken my lip off and peeled my face back," Charles said. "If he was a 200- or 300-pounder, he could've easily killed me."

That being said, they are normally extremely docile.

Also, JEWFISH.

the odessa barb!
i love freshwater fish

not to mention i have six of these little buggers
>> Anonymous

Freshwater are the shit.
Especially cichlids.

I have a pair of breeding kribensis.
It's amazing to watch their parenting behavior. Both the male and the female defend the fry with their life.
The male has attempted to attack me twice. They know no fear. Amazing little buggers.

I love cichlids, especially the little dwarf ones from South America. Of course, this may just be because I can't own a fish tank large enough to accomodate anything else..
>> Anonymous

Bolivian ram.. another little dwarf cichlid
>> Anonymous
     File :-(, x)
An apistogramma.. unfortunately, the only cichlids the fish stores around here carry are africans, and the very large/aggressive south/central american cichlids like oscars and jack dempseys. Sucks for me.

I love Mollusks.

Tridacna maxima, I own 6 of them

I didn't know they got that big, I see them for sale every now and then in aquarium shops.

>>322206

My kribs are good parents, except when I clean the tank. The last time I did a water change (a few days ago), they bolted into their cave and left their fry out to play in the gravel vacuum. The little buggers can swim fast enough so that they "hang" at the opening, like they're taunting me.

i love all deep sea fishes

porcs get BIG, and also have a tendency to get a little aggressive. cute when little, but like lots of things in the trade get too big.

I want some apistos.
My locally run fish store has some that look painfully a lot like this one here. 40$ for a pair isn't exactly my idea of a deal, however. ...but god are they ever gorgeous.
Guess i'll have to live with dysfunctional krib family :3

>>322485
Mine tend to do this as well.
Mom is also a huge idiot, and freaks out whenever dad returns for his turn at babysitting and tries to attack him. Family drama ensues.

>>322536

I'm in the same boat. The local petsmart just gets in the usual schooling fish and some of the badass african cichlids, and the closest thing to a dedicated fish store(also sells reptiles/amphibs and the other petstore-fare) doesn't stock them either.

When I started my newest tank(29 gallon), I ended up just getting a Bolivian ram because the only German rams they had were the weird balloon-shape morph, which just makes them look stupid.
>> Anonymous

>>322779

I don't understand why petsmart stocks those african lake cichlids... It's mostly the average-idiot that buys fish there. They arn't going know how aggressive and special-needy those fish are.

In other news, Blue Rams are fucking beautiful.
Wanted to buy some, but apparently they die amazingly easily.
