I need halp /an/. In the past few days I have lost two fish and I'm very close to losing a third. My weather loach is very beaten up. His fins are ragged and he is missing barbels.

My aquarium has been running with no problems since March. I recently added three green tiger barbs and a small convict (2"). things had been fine for over two weeks. Then I noticed one of by barbs had died. Two days later one of my butterfly loaches died. My weather loach is next to go!

My water is at roughly 7.6-7.8pH, 0 Nitrite, and 0 Ammonia. 30gal tank

I netted the two barbs because I think they did it. My loach is floating, but still alive.

tl;dr
Is there a way to save my fish?

It's the convict.
Get him out of there.

Convicts are cichlids -- they are nasty, aggressively territorial fish that can/will harass other fish (even those larger than themselves) to death. Get him out of your tank and try to learn a tiny bit of info about a species before you add it to your tank next time.

Did you quarantine the new fish before putting them into the tank? they may have had a disease of some sort which is causeing your fish to die
