young sparrow found in previous apartment garage...it probably got trapped while people were doing "open house". we gave it water but it doesnt seem to be interested in food....halp?

in the "emergency" you can give him the yolk from a boiled egg (I used to mix the "solid" yolk with a little water and give it to him with a little spoon; thus he takes some water, too); anyway, the best is to buy some food for pet canaries (that's what I used to raise the little..) and give the equivalent of a little spoon (always wetted with a little water) every some (4-6 ?) hours.
This is my successful experience...
