sounds like this kitty has an upper respiratory infection. vet, definitely. could be a symptom of something much more serious like leukemia(sp?)
worms are common for any animal that goes outside as they can be contracted via fleabite. be careful, OP, you can get them too, rather easily. dont let her share a dish with any other pet or they may contract worms too. not to mention that its gross when worms are falling out of your cats ass all over the floor and shit.
vet, vet, vet. good luck. if you take her in and explain the circumstances they may even set you up with a deal. thats what i did with my cat and they said because our local shelters were over crowded that since i was adopting him they would worm him, vaccinate him, run all the blood tests, and fix him for 50 dollars. normally all that costs around 250 and up.
