Any cat that produces it can potentially trigger an allergic reaction. So far no cat is known to naturally lack this protein (yes, Siberian cats have been tested to produce it too).
Some people with cat allergy tolerate small amounts of Fel 1 d, so they can keep cats that have a lower level of this allergen or produce less dandruff, but some are allergic to other feline proteins. So, essentially, until a foolproof way of curing your allergy exists, the only way to find out if you can keep a cat is to expose yourself - repeatedly - to cats which some allergics can tolerate, such as the Rex breeds, Siberian cat, Siamese, or Sphynx.
