Sup /a/

I just found this little salamander in my backyard and boxed him up. Can anyone tell me how to take care of this lil fucker? I plan on keeping 'em.

If someone can tell me what kind of Salamander is, that'd be great too

throw in fire i hear they like that

If you chop their heads off they grow a fresh head which helps them to adapt to their surroundings quicker. You can basically program them into any lifestyle you wish at that point.

Put it in your mouth and chew.

looks like a tiger salamander. but the picture is really dark and I have no referance for size.

Keep it in a really humid land container. Lots of moss, dirt, and a water dish big enough to submerge it. Then feed it a couple crickets every 2-3 days.

not just cricket. i have 3 yellow spotted salamanders and they seem to get bored w/ the same food (i shit you not) they love earth worms and crickets, and wax worms and anything that moves that will fit in there mouth. spiders are good for them any bug realy!
>>289718you want to listen to this man, but also mist spray him twice a day

definitely Ambystoma tigrinum, the tiger salamander. they are voracious eaters. he'll eat pretty much anything that moves that can get in his mouth
