>>122219 yes, since its a gene mutation. if it was just 'random', it would be one in a million. this is a pied cockatiel, bred to look like this, which i believe is the same thing as piebald, i'm honestly not sure. peacocks are also bred to be pied. cockatiel mutations such as pied happen with inbreeding, which might also be how piebald snakes are that color but i know jack shit about snake genetics.
