Are you seriously? WTF. The term "invasive" refers only to animals which were introduced into a non-native area by humans, reproduce, and cause damage. Blue jays are NOT an invasive species in FL, as they are indigenous (look that word up if you need to) to the entire eastern half of the US and lower Canada. Also, most states and provinces have laws against killing, injuring, or harassing them, not because the are rare or threatened, but because they are considered a migratory bird species.
