Hey /an/, do your pets (dog, cat, etc.) let you dress them up? I never used to, but my cat likes her collar and gets upset if it's taken off, so I figured I would try and she was fine with it.

Pic related.

My dog HATES when he has his collar off. I think it's because he knows an off-collar means a bath.

Wal-Mart, I believe.

Technically it's for small dogs, but it was only a dollar and I figured I'd give it a shot.

I firmly believe that cats should only be dressed up if they enjoy it. As the OP's cat seems to be fine with it, then that is acceptable. Carry on.

If I tried to put a Christmas hat on my cat she would probably cry sadly and then shake it off.

My dog sits still long enough for a picture. Then he politely paws off whatever I have on him. Just as well; I think it's kind of stupid to do.

I've never tried anything beyond a couple of stretchy collar like things I found at the pet store. My cats tolerated them once they determined they couldn't get them off, but I'm fairly certain a hat is out of the question.
