Is it a cow tongue and a puppy fetus stuffed in a sweet potato?

Seriously, wtf is that?
>> Anonymous
to me it looks like a skin of some animal inside out.

Don't turn around; it doesn't like to be seen

There is a plant, a type of cabbage, that has a natural defence mechanism that inhibits SHH protein in any animal which eats it. SHH is a hormone that determines symmetry in developing fetuses, without it babies are born cyclopean.

This plant is why I believe there is no God.

Bah, you're just unwilling to accept that God has a sick sense of humor.

I'm fairly sure Natural Selection doesn't work that way

WHAT ANIMAL IS THIS?
>> Anonymous

Think of it as a late abortion. As if this thing was never born, cause face it. It probably died a day after.
>> Anonymous
>>265343

Why not?

1) Animals eat satancabbage (haha, I fix'd my god)
2) Their offspring dies because of satancabbage.
3) Adult animals die normally.
4) Satancabbage wins.
>> Anonymous
the fuck is that
>> Anonymous
>>265351
for the same reason that poison ivy makes you itch instead of making your future children itch...

the satancabbage will still get eaten by everybody, always, forever, hell if tasted good it could be extinct in a year unless it magically wiped out all herbavores on its continent

post hoc natural selection can't work

I feel that you are smart enough to know you're on the wrong end of this.

So you're saying the story is total bullshit, or just that it's not a defense mechanism?

Veratrum californicum, it even looks evil.
>> Anonymous
>>265378
I believe it, Im just being a dick about calling it a defense mechanism I guess, which is pretty trivial, sorry. I do wonder how it evolved considering that seems to be difficult to be selected for though, maybe there are other manifestations, or this is just a by product of something else etc...I'll read some pubmed I guess
>> ? ?
>>265372
You smarter than the average but still don't understand evolution...

If one cow likes satancabbage and another don't the one that don't like it will reproduce more.

the main reason for so many people doesn't believe in evolution is because most of people don't understand it and keep talking a lot of nonsense.

me again
I guess these animals are still effectivly being removed from the gene pool, but selecting against herbavores who eat lilies during pregnancy is a lot different than selecting again bison that step on rattling things, though stranger things have happened

have a good day anonm thanks for the info
