Therizinosaur claws were actually very brittle, despite how they may look. They were not used as weapons, they were used to hook high-reaching branches and bring them down so the animal could munch some leaves.
I mean, it was a herbivore, after all. Not all theropods ate meat.
And Spinosaurus was an awkwardly-built beach-comber with weak jaws, fragile teeth, and arms placed far too lowly to be useful as weapons.
This fight is really only a three-way between Tyrannosaurus, Carcharodontosaurus, and Mapusaurus. And seeing as none of these guys really had arms they could use as effective weapons, it pretty much comes down to sturdiness and the most lethal bite, the second catgory of which Tyrannosaurus has the unquestionable advantage in.
