Uh, who told you to hold her on her back? No wonder she's pissed off at you. That's incredibly rude. The whole "alpha roll" thing is used to instill *fear*, not trust and obedience. Fuck you, Dog whispering furfag.
Anyway, Have you tried keeping her on a leash near you at all times? Distract her every time she does something bad. I honestly don't remember you, so sorry if you've been over this. She is how old? She looks really young, if that is her in the pic (er if it's recent).
Put her on about a 7 foot leash. Take her everywhere with you. If you cannot be with her, put her in a kennel, with a blanket over it. Don't leave her in there more than an hour or so if you can avoid doing so.
Instead of saying "no", growl at her and bare your teeth. Not like, bare your teeth as in smile, but lift your lips and snarl at her. She'll learn quick. If need be, pinch her ear while you growl, just enough for her to feel it, but not enough to make her yelp or to actually hurt her. This simulates what a mother dog would be doing (ie, a mother would keep her nearby and keep her in line with growls, snarls, and the occasional nip).
Yea I normally BS a bunch, but when it comes to training techniques, there is nothing I hate more than the alpha roll. Well, maybe shock collars and beatings, but it's pretty damn close.
