If all else fails: Buy a syringe with needle from the Chemist, or if you don't want to do that, get a cheap inkjet refill kit with syringe - the needles inside these kits are not sharp, but will work anyway. Get some pure lemon juice from the supermarket and inject the dog poo with some of it, making sure to not overdo it because the dog should not notice too much the lemon smell. Put it back from where you found it and he should learn to leave it alone. You can use chilli sauce (sparingly) if lemon juice doesn't work. You should also feed your dog a greater variety of dog food and add snacks such as apple pieces, bananas, raw eggs, chopped washed carrots, small toast pieces, lean beef mince, washed (by you) skin-free chicken necks are some examples.
