What North American reptiles are the coolest?

Alligators, crocodiles, copperheads, cottonmouths, Eastern diamondback rattlesnakes

collared lizard? pretty cool i guess

gotta be gila monster though just for uniqueness

Or some whiptail species that are only female and so they don't really need to have sex, but they do this sexy lesbian donut position anyway.

My two votes, not on lools, just uniqueness..difficult to beat anon, but I'll wait

Alligator lizards look cool, and they have interesting personality.

Gila Monsters are amazing. Too bad they cost so much. You'd think they would be more common by now.

True, but there are still a ton of them here. Just a week ago I found a smaller rattlesnake on my porch.

My mom used to find chuckwallas, horned lizards, desert iguanas, and other animals in the Los Angeles/Orange county suburbs when she was a kid. Go there today and I'm sure the only animals you'd find would be squirrels, and pigeons. Give your neighborhood another ten, or fifteen years and I'm sure it will be the same way.
