Does someone sit on it? :(

Why are those people just ignoring it?

Must be Korea or something.

If it makes you feel any better, that cat must have long since died.

At least it'll die young, instead of having to live a shit life.

Guys this picture made me cry ;__;

Poor little baby kitty.. I hope someone is petting it, feeding it, washing it, loving it, and all that good stuff all animals deserve :(

We found a kitten like this once, and we took him home, bathed him and gave him good food. He's now a reasonably happy cat. I hope the same thing will happen to this one. I don't understand how someone could walk past it on the street.

Interesting story about that exact thought pattern.
I saw a small lil orange fluff ball, all scrawny.
Me being the bleeding heart I am, capture the wild thing and walk over to my husband.
I'm holding it by the scruff and it's being calm, husband, being ...him reaches over to pet it.
It bites him, breaking the skin.
I ask "why did you do that? it's scared."
Him, "I figured if you could catch it so easy it must be tame."

He ended up going to the hospital to get rabies shots (we brought the cat home and it died the next morning... called animal control and they took the carcass, and ran test no rabies) but it DID have dysentary, which it gave to my husband.

my husband also ended up having an allergic reaction to the rabies shots.

He gives me death glares anytime I see a wild animal and go "aww"

how about a divorce?

In before "Oregan Trail" comments.

My own cat was half dead at an animal shelter. We adopted her, the vet said she'd die, I cried, the vet sent us home with meds just to shut me up, now my cat's 17 years old.

tl;dr Sometimes the cat can be saved, and sometimes they can't.

I really hope that little kitten in the OP got some TLC before it died. If it's still alive, the kitty obviously found someone to love it long term.

Hah. Well, I tried saving a mouse from the jaws of my cat once, but in my hand it bit me hard and reflexively I threw it down on the ground, ending up having to kill it myself. Most of the time they are too paralyzed to react that way, though. I once had a bird sit in my tree, staring straight ahead, for half an hour. That's what you become like when you get so close to death, I guess. ^^

I have never tried this. My cat just plays with them, anyway. If the dog (who's about the same size as the cat, just with a giant head) sees it, she kills it instantly and then I throw the carcass outside where the other dog invariably finds it, brings it back into the yard, and rolls in it. The cat meows a lot and I have to play with her after this happens.

;-;

A couple of weeks ago cat caught a mouse It died but had not a single external wound What happened
>> Anonymous
>>62701
/r/ your death. Slow, painful, and alone.
>> Anonymous
>>62721

Could be internal injuries or could be a heart attack. A cat can deliver a lethal blow to a mouse with its paw if it wants to, without leaving external marks. Also a lot of small mammals have a superfast heart rate, and may die simply just from fright. Shrews generally do so.
