is there a breed of cat that is 95% likely to be super friendly to everyone and to other animals(dog) and won't be too mischevious

or is it just luck/individual personality?
>> Anonymous
it's just luck, cats in general are chaotic psychos.

the breeds do differ, try this to narrow down a breed thats right for you http://www.selectsmart.com/CAT/#appearance

but yes, even though thats all well and good cats still have different personalities.

I'm not a huge cat person but I like relaxed, lovable and generally well tempered cats. The best of these I've found to be Russian Blues. Both my cousin and a friend have one and they are really sweet.

Himalayans are a very mild breed, but they have all that long hair. Get a half Himalayan, half Siamese, and you'll get the mild nature of the Himalayan with the shorter hair of the Siamese.

That's what I have, anyways. Nice for people who like how Siamese look without having to deal with their assery.

My White Russian is like that. He's really passive and really loving.

Also, pretty.

Ragdolls, Maine Coons and Norwegian Forest cats have a reputation as mellow and friendly cats. Russian Blues are also very friendly to both people and pets.

And, Maine Coons can get fricken HUGE! More kitty to cuddle! This guy is Leo, he's in the Guiness Book as World's Largest Domestic Cat at 48" (120cm) from his nose to the bas (not the tip) of his tail

*sigh* No, you can't get the white colouring in Maine Coons. Ragdolls come in white though.

We have a Tonkinese that we got from the shelter and she's one of the best cats I've ever met apart from being excessively loving and shedding all over my pillows.

Ragdolls. Although mine is dominantly ragdoll, he has a litte siamese. It shows when he's cranky...

Most of the very long haired breeds, Persians, himalyians, ragdolls etc

You're confused. Maine coons do come in all white as well as white with red or black or brown etc.

What Maine Coons can't have are Siamese-like point patterns (which is what ragdolls have. Ragdolls also come in solid white sometimes)

Pic related: It's a white fucking Maine Coon.

Every male orange tabby cat I've ever had has been a sweetheart. My current one is 20 pounds of lap cat that adores attention.

Fucking morons.

I have a white maine coon. The problem is, he's deaf, and that's pretty common in white coons, especially odd-eyed ones, which mine is.

Hey. Hey! That's offensive. We call the Maine African Americans now.
