Might be adopting a cat with feline cerebellar hypoplasia. (means they're clumsy as fk mostly)
Done a bit of googling, appears nothing special care-wise.
Anyone know about them?

as far as i'm concerned
cats with cerebellar hypoplasia don't require any special care. they eventually compensate for the disorder as they get older.
i guess the only thing you could be concerned about is them falling off couches or beds.
