Alright, /an/, I need a bit of help. Lately my rat has been practically flinging her water bottle off from the side of her cage and onto the floor, I think by tugging around the holding wire. I go put it up and she keeps throwing it off, so I'm assuming she's in need of something to play with.tl;dr: homemade rat toys that keep the rodents amused and can be kept in the cage.
http://www.dapper.com.au/toys.htmThis site has every home-made rat toy idea in existence.
Usually bird toys work for most rodents. My sugar glider used to push her water bottle off as well, so I would squish it between the cage and the wall.
