I'm getting a box turtle. What should I keep him in.I've read that tupperware things are good.I dont know.Anyone have any advice.
one of those glass tanks, i kept my toad in one of those
>>90331a box?
They can get pretty big. LOL a good sized Fish tank should do good just dont fill the thing with water. Give him like stuff to climb on. Even an Extra bath tub should do fine. :-p
tupperware? Good lord, get him a proper terrarium with warmth, some water, plants, earth, sand whatever.
Google it. These are complicated pets.
a long fish tank, with expensive filter and sun lamp.
put him in a different container to feed ( not in tank ) they are messy eaters....also feed them pellets and wax worms and other grubs
and get bottem feeders like shrimp to help keep the tank clean, also they love fish. you need a goood round eco system. floating plants will get eaten too.
they need a good round diet, not to much of one thing.
My friend keeps his in a bucket under his bathroom sink. it is also blind b/c it clawed it's eyes out. Is this awesome?

I say, grown him in your hand.
Don't get a box turtle.Go for one of the less-difficult species of chelodians. Herpetology student recomends: Russian Tortises. They're about the same size of Box Turtles, but they're nowhere near as difficult to take care of.
It's a box turtle, so apparently it lives in a box.
Box turtles goes in boxes, stoopid.
