Hi
Following problem:
Got a Betta Splendens(male) a few moths ago.
Everything was fine but now he doesn't seem very healthy..
He is not doing anything, not moving.. doesnt eat very much.
Most the time he is just right under the surface.. not even moving..
I couldn't find any ill-looking things on him.. he is looking good.
The water is also fine.. and i didnt change anything about the fishes.
so wtf is wrong with him?

Probably a troll thread but I'll respond anyway.

There's nothing wrong with your fish.
Bettas often lie still at the top or bottom of their tank, much to the point that many unexperienced people will think they are dead.
Seeing as he isn't moving a lot, he doesn't need a lot of food to sustain himself.

He's fine. As long as he looks ok and is still eating, he's perfectly healthy and normal.

Just to make clear thats nothing is wrong with a setup.
What is the tank size? How long have your tank been running? What is the temperature in the tank? What is ammonia/nitrites in the tank? Who else live in the tank? Do you have plants in the tank? Do you have decorations in the tank? What kind of filter and what kind of cartridges do you use? How often do you feed your fish? What do you feed your fish with?
After you answer those questions helping you would be much easier.
