It's probably a Manduca sexta (tobacco hornworm) or Manduca quinquemaculata (tomato hornworm) which are difficult to distinguish with crappy, blurry photos and really have little differences between them (they both eat the same things and live across the USA). If it pupated two weeks ago, it is probably very close to emerging if the room temperature was about 75 degrees Fahrenheit. I would recommend putting a couple of sheets of paper towel above the dirt so the moth will have something to climb and expand its wings (otherwise it will not expand properly). If you want to get it out of the dirt, just shake the container like a box of cereal, the pupae will come to the surface unhurt.
