Hey /an/....Hoping you guys can identify this guy. Usually I'm good with dinos, but I'm stumped.
TINY front arms, horrible pic.

Blurry dinosaur is blurry.

I'm no abelisaur expert, but it is definitely an abelisaur of some sort. The skull is very reminiscent of Majungasaurus, especially the small forehead horn, so that's my best guess.

I think you nailed it. Thank you!

Could it be a Carnotaurus?

Mmmm. Not likely. Carnotaurs have a stockier head and neck. Bull-doggish with a short broad face. Carnotaurs also had two horns over each eye socket.

How tiny were these arms? Small enough to make a T. rex's limbs look downright functional in comparison? Carnotaurs also have extremely small arms each with a hand of five(or four) claws.

This is what I don't understand about hum/an/ psyche at all: once the correct answer has been given, a number of ignorants will flood the thread with incorrect answers.

No it's not. It's a land dolphin, you retard!

It's an Allosaurus. The snout is too short for it to be a T-rex.

Abelisauriae: Tiny arms are tinier than later Tyrannosauridae.
