No. This is a plain ol' inbred white tiger. Most white tiger cubs die soon after birth due to genetic defects, and those that survive to adulthood typically have facial and spinal deformities, among other problems. Anyone who breeds them is a sick fuck.

They would never and have never existed in the wild. All white tigers are hybrid from two different captive tiger species, there is no wild population. The myth of the "endangered white tiger" was created by people who want to inbreed them for profit in the name of tiger conservation. It's an incredibly cruel practice- the majority of the resulting white tigers are gentically malformed, like the one in the OP, and are killed or abandoned because they can't be sold.
