OMG PUGS? Anonymous
Pugs pleeease. They're so cute. And I just saw a sad story about a pug--victim of that massive food recall. Poor thing. }:

Bah breeds like the pug are just another reason I have little respect for dogs. In all regards they are a freak of nature and yet they are encouraged to exist by people who think their deformed face and diminutive size are cute.

The dog as a species is messed up. There are few breeds close to the wolf and those are the few breeds people should keep, not freakish things like pugs.

you. Shoosh. You can have your opinion, but there's no need to bash a breed. By the way, what's your favorite breed, then, German Shepards or something?

>>71577AWW! It's so cute! it looks like Gir! <3

71573 here. I like huskies. Border collies are fine too.

Can they even breath?

Barely. It's yet another breed which has a lot of breathing problems...and those eyes aren't good for their health either. Only sick fucks get dogs like these.

I have a pug and it has no sight or hearing problems.

I have an idea we should start breeding kids with down's. Midgits + Down's = Retards in a manageable size.

Already done, there's a full country of those. I think it's called Japan or something like that.

Pugs are really great dogs, very affectionate, intelligent, and they have a wide variety of personality types, so you should have no trouble finding one to suit you. There are pugs that like to run around and there are pugs plenty content to just curl up with you on the couch. However, they need a lot of affection and they are NOT outdoor dogs, except for walkies. You'll need to clean out the wrinkles on their faces with a q-tip periodically and some of them may develop breathing problems. My Pug, Max, died of kidney failure at the age of 15. He had survived being hit by a car and the subsequent amputation of a front leg. (Picture looks a lot like Max, but is not him.)

Yay for amputated limbs on hideously mutated freaks. WHAT THE HELL /AN/?

I've heard that dogs can cope with just three legs pretty well. Doesn't bother them as much as you would think.

Though what comes to pugs as a breed, well... They are cute and loveable and affectionate, but it's just one of those breeds that should not excist.
