First off, I have never been to /an/

Second off, I'm probably gonna get flamed for this since I'm oblivious to how animals work.

Now, I've had one cat for about 2 or 3 months now, he's maybe 6 or 7 months old. Introduce a much younger cat that is around 2 or so months into the picture, and they start gnawing at each other. Every time I let the younger cat go, they go at it.

Are they....playing? Or they just hate each other? It appears to me that it's the older cat that starts shit. The younger cat starts meowing loudly and such, so I am kinda worried. I always have to pic the younger one up whenever the older one comes running towards him.

I could always send this cat back.

Oh, and they're both males...if that means anything.

<--not my cat BTW

It sounds like the older cat is trying to establish dominance and the younger cat is too stupid (young) to realize what's happening.

alternative theory: Your older cat is homosexual, and a pedo.

So should I...let them go on? Or should I keep them separated at all times?

Cause the older cat is much bigger, and if this cat starts bleeding or anything...

from what you're saying, it doesn't sound like they're being really violent, so you'd probably be safe putting them together, with supervision. I agree with the anonymous who posted that it's probably dominance establishment, as there'd be a lot of swatting and hissing if one actually disliked the other.

tl;dr. you're safe for now, just keep an eye on them.
