I'm okay with testing in terms of medicine and ect, but things like 'endurance tests' (like what the black dog in that movie went through) are more or less dumb and retarded. In the quest for knowledge, we don't need to run animals ragged and find their goddamn limits.
It's a very good movie, and the ending made me baaaaaaaaaw.

The book was excellent--I've yet to see the whole movie, though. Although the movie ending is sad.

Also, the animation is gorgeous.

I've never watched the movie, but I read the book as a kid. It freaked me out. Not about the animal testing, but the little dog tripping balls all the time.
