/an/ !

Why did my cat attack me?? I am the one who feeds her, cleans her litter box, lets her out and back in, changes her water, cuddles with her, combs her, pets her..Et cetera!

Here I am, holding her and walking around, about to feed her, and she turns so her belly is on my chest, hisses, sinks her claws into both sides of my head and bites me!! Why??? To get her off of me I kind of threw her..She went down at a fifty degree angle for about a meter before she hit the flat side of my computer desk, landing half on her feet and back..She seems okay, and is not limping or anything, I fed her and she ate...Should I be worried about injury? Even though I was pointlessly attacked I feel bad, and hope for her health.........

Why did my cat attack me? Might she be injured, but with no current indication?

You probably weren't holding her right according to her gospel. Cats prefer to have lots of support across their belly and hips, but in most cases it's difficult to hold them just right. She probably couldn't stand the discomfort anymore.

... My cat just goes MRRRRRRRRRRROWWWWWWW whenever I hold her uncomfortably, though.

Cats are evil, you're in an abusive relationship and like any beaten wife you keep trying to rationalise it.

Have the evil fucker put down.
