Yes, they do.
And they also have spots (not spotted tabby patterning), large feet, longlegs, stocky/beefy build, ear tufts and spots, and wideset cheeks.
OP's cat has none of those things, and hybrid cats end to display a number of physical attributes of the bobcat, rather than just a "short tail". In addition, that shortened tail looks rather stiff as opposed to pliable, definitely more like a manx tail than a bobcat's tail. Manx tails tend to resemble a docked tail, whereas bobcat tails look like they are made to be short. Also, this cat has a "torbie" pattern(tortoiseshell X tabby pattern), which is unlikely to pop up in a pure bobcat-domestic cat hybrid.
I would believe a quarter bobcat, but not half. It's more likely that it's a manx gene.
