Hay doodz. I'm thinking about getting a corgi. Are they nice? Do they obey? Are they nice to other dogs? Discuss.

They are adorable, affectionate, and generally intelligent and easy tempered.

They're smart, jealous, happy, but LOUD dogs. I got one because (well not just because)I live in an apartment and my ASPCA guide said they were good for that. Keep in mind they're watch dogs, and their voice is supposed to travel over long distances...

My corgi is a joy they are excellant companions, very friendly, but do like to bark. Keep in mind that they are hearding dogs, which means they are intelligent and can get bored easily. Also they require a lot of exersize

make sure your corgi gets broccoli

My corgi is extremely friendly towards others. Dogs, HOMO-SAPIENS, it doesn't matter.

They learn really fast, but expect a lot of fooling around as they can be quite naughty and love to play tricks on you.

And about barking, my corgi only barks when playing games or to warn me if the door bell is ringing and I didn't hear it.

I advise you to go get that corgi, sir, as they are the greatest dogs you will ever know.

(I DON'T KNOW HOW MY POST WILL TURN OUT. I'M REALLY SLEEPY AND CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO TESTREAD IT D:)
>> The Red Barron
I had a half corgi-half papillon that was batshit insane. It barked at the smallest of noises and went crazy every time a stranger was nearby.

It was an awesome, yet fucking annoying dog.

We have one named Barney, and he's the nicest creature on the face of the earth, he's so well trained, gentle, and he can hear a hand a mile away. He'll be sleeping in his bed in the other room, and i'll let my hand drop off the armrest of my chair, virtually without a sound, and he'll be there nudging it within 3 seconds
