Actually could be a brown recluse. do a google image search for them, and look at the pics. They look just alike.

I see these guys all over the place. Quite common, especially in fall. What you've got there is probalby a male. In fall, they travel around the house looking for females.
They are RELATED to brown hobo spiders, but are not poisonous to humans. Compleatly harmless, but very creepy and furry.

Could be wrong though. OP, where do you live?

Its a Brown Trench spider, It Is Posines, and its called the Trench Spider becuase in WW2 it Attacked GERMAN Soldiers and Gave them Very Poisnes bites, Do not mind the spelling, But Do not Go near it my suggestions are To walk away and Lose the Game

Its not a brown recluse. Trust me.

To me it looks like a Wolf Spider, or a Brown house spider but I'm not sure. I know brown spiders are especially active in fall.
