We're going to stop getting them because of those goddamn Mexicans and border patrol.

don't need to worry about that, they're most likely established by now. The jaguars are returning to their original home range.

The southwest US was part of their range. They've been forced back by development and fearful farmers. Same shit as with wolves, but at least jaguars aren't completely extinct in AZ like wolves.

Damn, people are fucked up. Blame and kill the elephant who was only acting out from years of psychological trauma and abuse.

As for stuff from my home town, I used to live in Tacoma, WA. There was this grocery store there that had this gorilla named Ivan as sort of an advertisement. He was finally moved to a good home at Zoo Atlanta the same year my family moved to Atlanta. Kind of weird coincidence or something I guess.

I feel sad for the elephant but what do you expect them to do? A scarred elephant is a scarred elephant. It still needs to be cared for, by humans.

Bay Area, California.

Not sure if this is 100% true, but apparently some Hyenas were being studied in this lab near this huge ass park and got free.

Apparently they've bred and runners keep seeing them on the trails.

OP's pic is somewhere in the Muslim world, the animal was allegedly hung for touching a woman with it's trunk.

Even a human who acts out after years of trauma are not likely to get off lightly. In general animal lives are not as valued as human lives (especially circuses), so the corresponding penalties are also naturally higher.

Also a human can be more reliable taught(punished, therapied) to avoid killing again, whereas animals can't.

ugh.
reminds me of the little brat who crawled into the meercat display at a zoo, got scratched, and they had to wipe the whole lot of them out for suspicion of having rabies.
Like how the fuck do they get rabies in there to begin with unless they caught it from the kid?
