You're retarded. The milk and sugar don't "clean" anything, and are bad for dogs anyway. Most adult mammals are lactose intolerant - they don't drink milk after they've been weaned, it makes them sick. What matters is the potency of the chocolate - dark chocolate (or baker's chocolate) has the highest concentration of theobromine, which is the chemical that is toxic to dogs. Milk chocolate isn't as bad, and white chocolate is even less severe. Theobromine doesn't often kill dogs, but it will make them very sick. It can cause vomiting and seizures. The worst combination would be to give a small dog very dark chocolate, but it's best to just avoid it entirely.
