For some reason I own a white hamster. I don't want one, I fucking hate it, but however I refuse to have an animal suffering in my home. That's my girlfriends job.
So what do I do to stimulate it? I've been making labyrinths on the floor with a piece of cheese in the middle of it. But the fucking hamster doesn't seem to enjoy it.
Also, I removed the wheel from her cage. I heard it's bad for them, for numerous of reasons. So now she's a lot more active, and I hate it. Every time I hear her digging or something, it makes me feel guilty for not playing more with her.

Get rid of it and stop feeling guilty.

Do some stimulating things like putting toilet paper rolls in there or giving her lots of tubes that leads from the cage.
Wheels are not bad for a hamster if they have a solid running space and not bars.

When a hamster runs in a wheel the spine gets bent in an unnatural way, then it the running gets the hamster high with all the dopamine created so it doesn't feel the pain.

Get a hamster ball.

hamster balls are fun to watch. Just be weary of any stairs.

get a HUEG wheel so it doesn't bend her spine

or just go to a petshop and donate it

seems like a better fate than being in a house where the owner doesn't want it

THIS PERSON IS AN IDIOT. DON'T LISTEN TO HIM AND PUT THE GODDAMN WHEEL BACK.

Give it the wheel.
When it's done on the wheel (I'm assuming it's not a biter) pick up the beast and curl it up the otehr way to keep it's back aligned.
It'd like stretching after a workout.

Get a larger wheel, most times when you buy one it will tell what size rodent it suits. Also, don't give it cheese.
Most all animals are lactose intolerant, and believe it or not cheese and creme is a killer for small mammals. Leave some vegitables in the maze, and go with the toilet paper rolls. My mice and hamsters loved it...

My mice eat pieces of cheese every now and then, they've grown fucking hueg, and suffer no other side effects as far as I've known.

Humans are lactose intolerant to varying degrees anyways.
