last night my cat brought in a big mouse. i went to catch it but it went into my bathroom. i was shutting the door so it couldnt escape when he darted into the crack between the door and the door frame. his lower back got broken and he made an awful squeek. i opend the door and he tried to drag himself away with his front legs. his lower body is paralyzed. should i put him down or keep him since im the one who crippled him?

You can't keep him, he'll die very quickly without the use of his hind legs.

Wrap him up in a hand-towel and put him in the freezer.

Put him down. He won't live for very long in captivity like that, even with professional medical care.

put it in the freezer, most humane way to kill it at this point.

well, hes in a big fish tank i set up for him now. hes eating the few things i gave. hes funny to watch scooting around dragging his hind legs. so why is freezing him to death considered humane? wouldnt it be better to just drop a brick on his head?

Set him out on your front porch, go get the golf clubs and work on your swing.
>> Anonymous
feed him to your cat.

It's funny to watch something drag its shattered hind legs around, while most likely in severe pain? Nice.

his legs arent shattered, his back is broken. i think i might just toss him in the garbage disposal.

id rather not just cuz my cat is fat and the mouse might have diseases or some shit.

UPDATE: he seemed to have gone into a coma. i took him out back and dropped a large brick on him, then stomped on the brick as soon as it landed. hes now being cremated. :`(

My cats ate mice (and birds, and probably lizards and rabbits) all the damn time and nothing ever happened to them.

so the mouse is already dead, brick, skull, etc

but why would freezing it to death be more humane? just wondering

also not op

He would just fall asleep and not wake up.
