There's money to be made in large-scale aquaculture if you know what you're doing (as in, you have business experience and a bio degree and know how to deal with and prevent mass fungal infections, etc.) but you'll still need to afford the massive startup costs.
If you live somewhere rural (or have a time-machine back to the 40's) where people still regularly eat rabbit you might be able to make a profit on a small breeding operation, but nowadays its unlikely and unless you can find an interested laboratory the only time pet rabbits are really in demand is around Easter, long before Summer.
Suck it up and get a fucking job.
