Soup /an/

Over the past 4 days, my cat hasn't put its front-right paw on the ground, has just been hopping around whenever she tries to relocate. About 4 nights ago she knocked down some Christmas stuff and we hadn't seen her since we heard all the crashing sounds. I finally found her the next day behind the couch, where she had probably been all night and day. Bringing her to the vet will cost too much money, and I want to make sure that it's something serious before I bring her in. If it was something like a sprain, I'd think she would of been at least able to put some pressure on the paw, but every time she accidentally even gets it close to the ground, she meows out in pain. She lets me touch the underside of her leg if she's lying down, but nowhere near her paw. How can I tell if my poor cat has broken/sprained her paw/leg?

tl;dr Cat won't put front-right leg on the ground and has been like this for 4 days, how can I tell what exactly is wrong and do I need to take her to the vet?

ITT we ask internet wierdo's instead of actly getting help, Quick FAQ:
Q. Can I get a VD if I am a virgin and masturbate?
A. Yes everything from Strep cock to super aids.
Q. If I smoke pot will it make me gay, even if I only do it once? A. Yes, how do you think Hard Gay went from being a manly wrestler to wearing his leather outfit.
Q. My cat knocked some stuff on itself and hurt its paw really bad what should I do.
A. check the paw to see if there are any cuts or punctures which have become infected and need cleaning, if it hurts the cat way too much to even be touched and/or the area is extremely swollen there is a good chance of some sort of breakage and you need to see a vet or become an hero.

If you cannot afford to have your pet checked out when you suspect serious injury, why do you keep a pet? TAKE IT TO A VET

is that a claw I see hanging out of the paw? Yeah that paw got smushed hard.

Well I'm no vet, but make sure nothings in its paw or if she ripped out a claw. Pics make it look like there isn't any swelling, but really thats hard to tell. Is she eating? Sleeping? Functioning ok with 3 legs?

Thought /an/ wasn't *all* fags, although I've apparently been proven wrong.

Leg is clean, no broken skin at all. Not really any swelling either.

I've already checked a few internet sites, they're all too specific to be relevant to this situation. Just trying to figure out the differences in symptoms of leg sprains and fractures of a cat.

Not sure what you see

Eating as much as ever, doing nothing but sleeping, and seems to be fine hopping around on 3 legs, except when she falls down from being clumsy.

As long as there isn't broken skin, she's eating and sleeping correctly, and using litter box normally then yes, you "could" wait. However your still taking somewhat a chance, if she still is in the same pain a week after it happened, I would get her to a vet.
