No, it means she was too young and petite to get them before. She had all her shots when she was a kitten, and more when she was about 1 year old, and now that she's a couple years old, it was time for more. My 20 year old cat could probably use some updated vaccines, because some only last for several years, but they said not to bother because he's so old. He already has kidney problems; who knows how good or crappy his immune system is working.
I think the vaccines made her a little sick because she was really sleepy all day yesterday (more than usual), didn't each much, and didn't purr when I pet her. She just squinted and made made little grunts when I lightly pet her (which I took to mean 'go away I'm sleeping'). She also sneezed a few times.
But she's fine today =D and the tail is even better! So I guess I wont have the hurt the person who broke her tail...much...
