Need help identifying this spider.

It DOES have a violin shaped marking on it just like a brown recluse, but it has striped legs that seem smaller than a brown recluses and it's a pretty fast spider.

I'll try to get a better picture of it with it's legs spread out.

I really wanted to capture a jumping spider :( Figures that when I go outside NOT looking for jumping spiders I can find a lot... But when I am looking for them on purpose I can't find a single one o_O I have REALLY cool jumping spiders where I live (red, orange, white, green, purple, yellow, and some mixed)

heres another picture...

the camera flash revealed another pattern :O

but it still has a violin type shape like a brown recluse... though from my experience as a classical musician I would say it's more of a cello/bass shape :P

not a brown recluse, or is that close to brown recluse violin.

Nice picture though, can't help with the id, sorry

Well, the inside markings do somewhat resemble the marking on the brown recluse, the only difference is the inner markings are a bit larger than the markings on the brown recluse and the outer markings just prove that it isn't a brown recluse.

Also, the legs are striped and it has a pattern on it's abdomen. Not to mention the short leg span.

Stop fucking comparing every spider to a brown recluse.

OP here.

I was trying to get an ID on THIS spider. I was just simply stating that it DOES seem to have a resemblance to a brown recluse.

I did not compare "every" spider to a brown recluse.

I mentioned a jumping spider, but did I say anything about thinking that jumping spider was a brown recluse?

Didn't think so.

You may now go buttfuck yourself now for being wrong.

Who the hell are "you?" /an/ itself overgeneralizes everything as a recluse. Your spider barely resembles one in any way. It's "violin" has no resemblance to the recluse marking.

Also bugguide.net. Go search it for an ID.

Saying "stop fucking comparing every spider to a brown recluse."
is different than saying
/an/ needs to stop fucking comparing every spider to a brown recluse.

Some of you people need to chill out. OP had a legit question and even said that only the inside marking somewhat (key word) resemble the brown recluse markings and OP even said they know it isn't a brown recluse.

He was trying to get an ID from this board in case anyone knew what it was, but all that you and>>293425
did was be an asshole and not read/understand wtf was going on. Which I'm going to guess that you and>>293425are the same. If not, this board is becoming filled with assholes even more every day. Not just you, there are quite a few.

So again. OP only said that the inside markings somewhat resembled the recluse violin... If you read his description he mentioned it doesn't look like a violin but more of a bass or cello... There are other spider species that have the violin type shape markings that resemble the brown recluse markings. OP also said the size and leg span are different so he knows it's not a brown recluse... THAT'S WHY HE WAS ASKING THIS BOARD TO SEE WHAT KIND OF SPIDER IT IS.

One of the only ways to tell can be the eye pairs.

How about we not be assholes and actually help someone.

The spider looks kind of like a Heckledmesh Weaver OP, but the color of it is a bit lighter... Hard to tell.

OP here, thanks for that.

It does kind of look like the spider you mentioned :)
