Fucking signed. Those are ALL hazards that are clearly outlined in any sort of care guide for birds. Birds should never be allowed to fly randomly through a house (this is assuming the first bird landed on the stove and was not intentionally put there) because of hot stoves, open flames, WINDOWS, open toilets, hot light bulbs, etc. Teflon fumes are very well-documented as being toxic to birds and any basic safety site will tell you to never keep your bird in or near the kitchen for just THAT reason (in addition to other hazards mentioned). Finally, purchasing the proper type of cage is maybe the very first thing a bird owner does - and every book I've read has specified the suggested cage bars for different types of birds, but they all agree that a bird should never be able to fit its head through the bars.
Birds aren't fragile, you were neglectful and incredibly irresponsible as a pet owner and your poor birds paid the price. Saying "birds are fragile because this is what happened!" is like saying a puppies are fragile animals after you've put them in situations to be burned, poisoned, and hung.
I sincerely hope you don't have any birds now. Unnatural causes, indeed.
