I imagine their bits look like almost all other bird bits -- they're internal, you can't see them (notable exceptions being ratites and waterfowl, which have penises.) Most other birds have a single opening, the cloaca, which leads to either the testes or ovaries.
1. Hop on female 2. Press cloacas together 3. ????? 4. Profit
In other words, you would have to open a penguin up to find out what their bits look like. Good luck, Anon.
