I got a new cat 3 days ago. How long until my other cats take to accept it?
She's lived with other cats before and she already really, really loves me. She's 11 years old, which is the same age as one of the cats I already have. Actually, he's her brother, but they've been separated her whole life. The other cat is 4 years old.
She already thinks she owns my house. She goes wherever she wants, whereas my two cats are afraid of her and staying in my room. It's pretty funny.
Pic is her.

Depends on your other cats, though since they're just avoiding the new cat instead of trying to beat the shit out of it, I'd say you're off to a good start.

if they get close enough they will attack each other. I can't exactly figure out which cat starts the fight.
Thing is, my cats would probably be more accepting if she was more accepting of them. She's lived happily with other cats before, I don't get why she's so pissed off at these ones, especially when one is her brother.

new cat is in a new place, so she's very nervous. i've reintroduced a mother and one of her kittens after only being apart for 6 months and they still didn't recognize each other.
just give everybody time, things will work out.
