i own a hairless rat the one in OP's pic isn't a hairless rat. its face is too thick.

i'd go with its a squirrel. possibly mange but then its skin would be rough, dry and would most likely have sores all over it.
could also be a genetic mutation among other things.

naked mole rats live in east africa, does that look like east africa to you(well aware that not all of africa is covered in savannah, etc)?
they also don't have ears like that, they have totally different feet with stubby little toes, they look like they don't have claws, they can't stand on their back legs, they do not have eyes as visible as OP's creature, and do not have little patches of gray fur, fuckwit.

It's a squirell with Mange. im not kidding around. its mange must have been so severe it lost its fur. poor thing :(
