if i whas a hunter, i would get one of them fast-running attack-dogs, so it can bite the shit out of the animal, that way, you can just stand back and let the animal take care of the problem, maby get two? so they can pull the animal back to me :D

Its illegal in most states, if not all, to use a dog to hunt deer.

Get this kind. He is immune to bullets.

labrador retrievers are good dogs for duck hunting, wouldn't advise going after anything like deer w/ one though. they like to play & like tennisballs though. they are a medium/large breed depending on your standards avg 60-80lb., some can run up to 100lbs. or so

A single dog would lose to a deer anyway. The deer would kick the shit out of it... literally.

Don't get a lab unless you're prepared to spend a lot of time exercising it. Now, this can just be taking it out to a dog run to chase tennis balls for an hour every day, but you have to get it active or it will be a) fat and b) moody and destructive.

Labs also like to chew, so be sure to provide them with things to chew. Like bones, or tennis balls. Otherwise, they will chew on household objects like chairs or electrical cords (they only make that mistake once though).
