Do black foxes run faster, jump higher, and eat more chickens than other foxes?

Of course. You shouldn't even have to ask that. (They will also tear up a watermelon patch)

Does anybody have a fennec fox as a pet? I heard that they act more like cats than dogs.

an acquaintance of mine had a fox for a pet. It's pee smelled horrible, and he kept it locked in a cage, and it said "yiff yiff". Really, they sound like that. I laughed. I have no idea if it was like a cat, because the poor thing was locked in a cage. Was making quite a ruckus though.

Well, since foxes are basically dogs trying to be cats, it would make sense that their personality is catlike too.

I've heard fennecs make good pets but they're way too active for most people.

I was told they go "me-me-me-me-me-me" A friend of mine knows this guy that has one, and he said it hides poop in the corner.

OH! of course! the corner! why didn't I think of that!

A few weeks ago I heard a young fox barking in the paddock behind my house. My auntie's poodles were barking at it. It sounded kinda like a high pitched rough sounding "RAH!". I didn't get to see it but the neighbours did. They said it was white. Because it's drought over here I guess the animals are coming closer to humans looking for food. I threw a roast chicken carcus over the fence for it.

The foxes here in northern Europe bark a shrill cry that could be described a "rah," or something like it. It is quite unmistakable. I live in aort-of-suburban area and was up very late one night this past summer when I heard it outside, around 2-3 o'clock. A took a peek out of the window and saw the fox. We live in the ground floor and it jogged right under two of our windows. I was peeking out of the third. It saw me, we made eye contact and it took off to another direction, through a small parking lot and into the woods. Didn't run, though. I guess I wasn't really that threatening. It was great.
Foxes usually take really well to settling in semi-urban areas and such, but they are still just as careful and hard to come across. ...And that was the second time I spotted a fox in the neighbourhood within 3 months! :)
