Those look like Akita puppies more than Chow (Chows have a very boxy face).
Akitas have been used historically for hunting, guarding, and fighting. These traits are bred into these dogs, so generally Akitas don't do well living with small animals (like cats), or other dogs. There are always exceptions, but never assume your puppy is one.
Do everyone a favor and SOCIALIZE and TRAIN your puppy. Akitas are one of the most common biting dogs. Get your puppy used to strangers, and strangers coming and going in your house. Don't let them develop guarding habits.
If you decide to get a breeder puppy, make sure it is a responsible breeder. EVERY responsible breeder will take back any puppy that has behavioral or any other issues.
