Hey /an/ons,

Posted awhile back asking for any experience/knowledge about Australian Shepherds. Thanks muchly for the feedback on that.

But I have hit my next dilemma.
I am getting a lovely female black tri pup in a week and I am really stumped on a name to give her.

I'm a fag from /a/ so maybe something inspired from that area would be good, but there's no way i'd go some hardcore wapanese crap like Onsokomaru/Yamamoto/super corny long/so obviously weeaboo crap like that. (obviously doesn't have to be some weeaboo crap, just alerting you to my tastes)

Really stumped.

I'm just not a fan of generic names like... Maggie, Bonnie and other overused names. Aussies have only been in Australia since the 90's so she'll be kinda unique in my area, so i'm thinking a uniqueish name =)

No pic atm, but she's heavily black, nice bit of white on the face along with copper, the chest has a little bit, like a T shape. White socks/gloves with copper "bracers" as such.
Pic semi related for head, but just think a more symmetrical pattern on the legs.

Name it the first cute thing it does when you get it.

If she chases her tail, name her Tizzy.
If she messes, name her Tink.

etc.

Make sure she eats first so you can call her Biscuit.

uhh well whenever i get a pet i usually wait until after i bring it home to decide on a name...unless it has some kind of physical characteristic that demands a certain name (eg an orange and black guineapig should be named weenie or spooky, for halloween).

uh, female?

OP, if you're an /a/ faggot, why don't you name her after a favorite character?

You should trick people into thinking her name is Madness.

Then after they ask, 'Madness?' THAT IS WHEN YOU REVEAL HER TRUE NAME! SPARTAAAA.

Haha. But no, really. Biscuit.

Or Debbie.

I live an the inner city in a small house/unit (not apartment), but i've had a Dingo x Heeler all my life until a couple of years ago, same caliber of exercise if not more. And a large reason in getting myself a physical dog is to get out/and run a lot myself like I did before my last dog died.

tl:dr not a complete dog nub or anything

Could do as such, but kinda looking for an easy short call name that's catchy, that's what i'm really after. Hard to find something that rolls off the tongue in that way, surprisingly.

why do the names of dogs have to do with their sex, your not going to fuck your dog, and a female dog isnt going to like the name sara any more than it will like the name bosco because its a dog and if your a good owner it wont be able to reproduce so who cares if your dog as a girl name for girl or boy name for boy.... im seriouse, ive got a female cat names bill and she doesnt care she still responds to it (as much as a cat can- mostly when im calling her in from the out doors) so who gives a shit?
how many people really disagree?
was it mean of me to name my baby girl bill?

I don't think you understand. Her name is Biscuit. Its best that you realize this before you get too attached to a fake name, because she already has one.

Congrats on your Biscuit, OP.
