Please /an/, I've never asked you for much but can you please give me a picture of a wolf with glowing eyes that are aliened? Thank you.

What the hell kind of furry faps to glowing eyes? But no I'm not a furry. I just need the picture for an art project. I find it easier if I get a picture like the one I'm asking for and make a transparent copy of it for guide lines(I'm drawing something like this on a big wall for a friend). So will anyone help me out?

If that's what you're doing then it doesn't matter what the wolf's eyes look like, just find one in a pose that you like. You're just tracing it anyway.

Yeah I already thought of that. My friend doesn't like the idea but its still going to be the same. I know it's going to be his and he wants it to be perfect and all but he's just such an ass about it.

I hope you're getting paid for his assholery. If I were you and I wasn't getting paid, I'd tell him to stuff it.

Fuck him. I just got off the phone with him and he says he doesn't want me to put my name on it. Not even my initials. He says that if I do he's going to cover it up. Then again he's paying me $600 because I'm the only one he trust. What should I do?

I'd recommend hiding your initials within the painting. Make them minute enough that you know where they are, but he doesn't.

Also, he's a jackass for not letting you put your initials on it, especially as the artist. It makes me a little suspicious.

I was thinking about that. But I don't know If I could really hide D.R. into it. Maybe in the eyes. I don't want that asshole to say shit like "It took me a long as time to make this." or some shit like that.

forgot to put OP on it.

I've seen it all to often. I've been active in art and cosplay. both are notorious for thieving activities. People claiming to be the original artists, copying off the original artist's work and saying the made it all themselves, stealing character designs, etc...

and in cosplay, you get people who buy commissioned costumes(or even costumes through ebay) and say they made it all themselves. Even entering them in competitions and taking the prizes for themselves. Many never receive consent to do so.

You as the artist, have the right to be able to sign your own work. He supposedly trusts you but won't let you sign your own work and he's being a douche to boot? He sounds like the worst kind of client you can get. Doesn't sound to me like he can be trusted. You better make sure the bastard pays up full in front(preferably with signed paperwork saying he will pay you 600 dollars to do the painting), because he sounds like the type who will back out of paying you. If he backs out, and you try to go after him, it'll be all the harder to get your payment without having the work signed by you, or the paperwork showing he promised to pay you.

Get him to sign a contract, protect yourself. Because busting your ass to paint a big ass wall and not get your just due is a bunch of bullshit.

BRILLIANT! He wants me to paint it in his living room. Still don't know if I should though. If he lets me sign it then yes. If he agrees to the contract then yes. If we both then he wins my respect back.I've known him for 11 years now. But I'm still only going to do it if I get to sign it or if a contract if filed out. Thanks anon.

Different anon here, but as someone who's seen it all before, I strongly suggest that you take photographs at different stages of painting, preferably with you in them. If you're not a DevianTart I suggest you become one, or get an account on some similar website, and put said photos up on there along with a weblog, even if said weblog is no more elaborate than "Progress as of Day 13" under a photo. It's your art, you should be able to document it. It's possible your friend doesn't want you to sign it because he's afraid that he'll end up with JB WAZ ERE in letters half the size of the painting, but if he refuses to let you document the chances are good that he's going to rip you off and put his own name on it. If you get the different stages of completion up on the web, upload each photo as soon as it's taken, then it makes it much more difficult to claim it as his own.

I don't have a deveatart account but I'll make sure to do that. Thank you all for the help on making sure this is not stolen from me.

searching, furfriend.

Dunno what you mean by aliened, but this is the only such picture I have.

Wow my threads still going? Thanks but I'll work it out with the picture I have. By aliened I meant to say "aligned" as in lined up. My bad. I can't spell sometimes.
