BLARG IM DED

A Cambodian fisherman holds a giant stingray fish on the Mekong River near the Cambodian/Vietnam border on Dec. 10, 2002, about 100 kilometers (60 miles) southeast of Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The disk of this fish measured 202 centimeters (79.5 inches) and 413 centimeters (162.6 inches) from the tip of its nose to the end of its tail. The giant stingray may be the largest species of freshwater fish in the world. More species of giant fish occur in the Mekong River than any other river on Earth. Populations of the giant stingray and other large-bodied Mekong fish are in decline.

That's an oarfish, and those are its fins. They get a hell of a lot bigger than that.

Mosse are big, yes. North American moose exceptionally so. Don't expect to see moose of that size in Europe. (Though we call them "elk" here. In the US, elks are another species entirely.)

Looks like various crab bits. The abdomens look like horseshoe crabs, which also supplies the long spine at the end of the abdomen The thorax and the head are normal crab shells. All the legs and the pincers are crab legs. I can't really make out what the spikes might be.
