Sorry for the crappy picture, but I used my phone.
I keep finding these little bastards in my student flat at Uni, I first noticed them in my bathroom. as soon as I see one I usualy squash them.

Ok I made a sort of drawing of it. when I squished it, the shell broke away and what was left looked similar to a leech.
Perhaps a bed bug?

Those have a very round and flat body.

Its, about the size of my thumb nail, it has an elongated body, feelers on its head, and what looks like feelers on the opposite end, the body was segmented.

No, the shell was more of a see through white colour and the "feelers" at the back weren't as developed, unless it is an infant earwig.

is it kind of shaped like a shield-bug with brown mottling and very slow-moving, but sometimes flying aroudn to scare teh fuck out of you? those things do bad shit to lawns but they're good fodder for local toads, forget what they're called. they swarm into my house every fall i call them "frederick"
