Im so excited! but unprepared! i had 3 common newts the were still in the larval stage! i was feeding them brine shrimp and they have been doing EXTREEEEEEMLY well! over the past week i noticed one of them one of them was starting to get his spots and his gills were almost completely gone, and today while i was feeding them i saw my big boy has fully fledged into a pretty little spotted newt! so i got him into a new bowl w/ land and water and i gave him some of the shrimp! but what do i do to feed him next?! whats healthy adult newt food? im going to the local exotic pet and fish store tomorrow but what should i do for the little guy till then? he didnt eat the shrimp when i tempted him w/ it like he always dose... but could it be that hes just stressed form the move? hes SO cute! hes black w/ bright yellow spots! and hes nice and healthy looking and i want to keep him that way... and be able to do the same for the other 3 when they have fully fledged
