I have a cat that LOVES going on drives in my car. He eventually falls asleep after sitting on the seat next to me for a few hours looking out the window and getting all sorts of responses back from people driving by.
Pic Related. This is "Pooter" sleeping on my lap. Note the tard harness.

What a sweet little thing. My cat freaks the hell out when I take it in the car.

Same. Mine clawed up the backseat of my mom's Lexus. Coach leather, by the way. She didn't get mad, though. We understood the cat was just scared and hurt (injured front leg).

If you leave a car door/window open, my cat will jump in and hide.

Then once you start driving, he comes out and sits on the dash.

I used to have a cat that would love coming along on trips. She'd sit down right underneath the back windshield near the brake light.

I had a cat that loved going for rides. I used to live in a small town, and would bring him into stores when I went shopping, etc. That little bastard was more dog than cat. Ah, I miss him.
