I know many pet flea products, especially carpet sprays contain permethrin, which is a very dangerous chemical that causes lung tumors as well as nerve damage, etc... Search Google for permethrin use on pets and you will find stories of pets dying. As I said, flea eggs are your main worry now. Do plenty of research on Google to see how to safely get rid of them.
