>>49862 We have one HUGE filter for every say 1000 gallons of tank water. They are called sumps, filters build into 400 gallon tubs, basically. the sumps use mostly wet/dry bio-balls under a water spray bar from the pumps, and when the water first comes from the tanks' overflows it is pre-filtered with floss we change daily. We have maybe 14 of these sump filters in the store, each costing about $10,000 for fresh water and about $18,000 for the 4 salt water sumps we have. It's pretty advanced stuff, rows and rows of UV sterilizers and such.
