My poor kitty cat might pass away. We took him to the vet today and they said somthin may be wrong with his kidneys. He cant do much and hasnt eaten a thing for a few days now. My poor kitty is barely over a year and a half now and im not sure why he is having problems, neither did the vet. In a few days if he continues not to eat anything sadly I will have to take him to the vet again to be puten down. I am sad.

Hopefully nothing wrong.
But if it is the kidney's, that's a poor prognosis.
Usually don't get appreciably better after that.

How is his pee?

By the sounds of it, your cat might has bladder stones, or whatever they're called in cats. If he's having trouble/straining to pee, then that's what I'd guess.
One of my cat's has it. His brother died of it when it wasn't propperly diagnosed. He was about the same age as your cat at the time.
Ask your vet about it; it can be sorted out, and he'll have to have a special diet to stop it reaccuring.
I hope your kitty is okay ):

How high are his creatinine and urea levels?

A lot of cats die of kidney failure, but he is way way too young for that.

Provide him with lots of water and cat food that is meant for seniors (it has little or no ash in it, ash is very bad for cats with kidney problems)

He'll need the water to flush out his system since his kidneys aren't working properly. He'll probably feel thirsty all the time and pee a lot too.

Did you just feed him kitty biscuit all the time?
