Dear /an/, how exactly are rainbows formed? Wikipedia's just too long..

Also, aren't rainbows fascinating?

They aren't animals, so GTFO. Also your worse than a /b/tard if you don't know. I was taught that in kindergarten.

/an/ = Animals AND Nature. Come on, give the guy a break. The reason you'd see a rainbow after rainfall is because the light gets refracted within the water and separates it into the individual colors that you see.

Okay, that was... a nice welcome.

With lots of love.

It's basically when rays of light refract off a drop of water (rain, cloud, etc).

If you wanna form a double or triple rainbow, go get your garden water hose and spray it at the right angle across the sun's rays, and you'll get a phenomenal single, double, or triple rainbow. I'd recommend spending a few minutes reading about the refraction so it's easy for you to get the right angle.

Well you don't know the difference between "your" and "you're," so I don't expect you to know either.
