You get anti-flea shampoo in the pet store.
Trouble is that rabbits hate water.
So, GLHF.

DON'T do this. Rabbits HATE water, and when exposed to it (ESPECIALLY in the form of a bath) have died from the shock of getting so wet.

I'm dealing with the same problem, and there are no local pet stores with this flea powder I've had people tell me to get.

But, before I share any advice--is yours an inside bunny or an outside bunny?

I never had a problem with this. Whether it was putting my rabbits in a tub full of water, or simply pouring some water over them and scrubbing them. Only one of them ever freaked out and he quickly calmed down when presented with treats.

Be very careful buying over-the-counter flea stuff - it's made for dogs/cats, and I know there is at least one brand (can't remember which right now, sorry) that's toxic for rabbits.

Unless you know your rabbit is OK with water, it's probably a bad idea to give it a bath, which reduces your options to topical flea treatments.

Or you could, you know, TAKE IT TO THE VET.
