Uh firstly, female cats cannot be castrated, but I will assume you meant a spay, and couldn't find the right word because of a lack of english. Second, a properly done spay should not require any care other than a return trip to the vet to get the stitches removed. You should find a new vet.
What is the status of the wound? Does she have stitches in her abdomen? There should be four to six stitches roughly in the lower center of her abdomen. A little bit of dried blood or scabbing is fine, but there should be no pus, and she should not be bleeding. If you cannot get to your cat's stomach, wrap her in a towel and have a friend hold her while you inspect the surgery site.
