Why aren't they killing the hundreds of thousands of disease-ridden pigeons? Why not the millions of starlings that are wiping out native wildlife?

I have one of them "monk Parakeets" or Quaker Parrots like in OP's pic...Very cool bird...Never though birds had any personality until we got her...(boy was I ever wrong)
