It's a pseudo-hermaphrodite. That's just my own term, I don't recall the real one or the proper science spiel explaining it.

It has the proper genitalia for its gender, but at some point during development in the egg, it basically got confused about just what sort of chromosomes it had, and started growing like it was of the opposite sex.

It's most obvious in species that have different appearance between their genders, like that lobster. Happens a lot with bugs too.

I'd raise you all a macrocheira kaempferi (i.e. Japanese Giant En^W^WSpider Crab), but I can't find a decent picture with something next to one for scale.

There's a preserved specimen at the local museum of biology. It's FRIKKIN' HUGE. Thankfully they only live in depths of 400 to 500 meters.
