yes! i have had a bunny for almost a year. they are potty-trainable and very quiet but skittery and adorable pets. make sure there are no cords where a bunny can chew them though. i can't remember the link to the site i read about potty training etc, but google for it and you'll find it. my rabbit has always gone in the same corner of his cage, and goes back in there whenever he has to go (we let him roam around the house, it would suck to live in a cage all day). i recommend a bunny for a pet ! good luck :D

remmeber rabbits in the wild live underground so sanitation is a big issue, they are programed to go in one spot to keep the rest of the warren clean. which is why it is so easy to potty train them. the House Rabbit Society are a bunch of nut jobs but they have several articals on the subject www.rabbit.org

They're also very useful for peeling off wallpapers :<

They are social, so you should get two if you can. They're easier to potty train once they've been neutered/spayed.
They need fresh hay available at all times, along with a handful of pellet food and a lot of fresh greens (collards, kale, mustard/turnip greens, romaine lettuce, etc.).
Good luck!

they can't pur or wag their tails, what do they do to look happy?

They fling themselves around in a circle or run figure-eights around your feet.

Also, you can get a rabbit to pee in a litterbox, but they'll pretty much drop pooplets all over the place.

Not true. Well, it's somewhat true if you don't get them fixed, but mine are fixed and the only time there are pooplets outside the box is when one gets stuck to their foot. Getting them fixed can be a bitch if there's not a rabbit vet near you, but I think it's worth it for the health/behavior benefits.

Go to youtube and look up "binky" - it's the rabbit happy dance jump thing.

Feed bunnies bananas and they twitch like they're having a happy seizure. =D

Rabbits need toys! They're interesting both to the bunny and to humans who look at its cage. They also give rabbits an outlet to relieve their need to chew.

Actually, Western Cottontail rabbits (they live in the wild around my house and I see them almost every day) DON'T live in warrens. But yes, most rabbits do.

You take your little bunny to the little bunny doctor and have his little bunny testicles destroyed.

Spayed/neutered. Girls get spayed, boys get neutered.

I had bunny that would jump, and then fling herself sideways in midair, nearly 360 degrees. She'd do it a couple times in a row. Very cute.

My bunny growled at people that it didn't like.
