you mean the weird colours?

/b/ was never broken. The colours were moot's attempt to clear out some of the annoying n008s who have been fagging up the place. /b/ is, and was, working fine.

How do I set page style?

If you're using firefox, it's View>Page Style>No Style.

Don't do this, it will break your computer. The real way to fix /b/ is kind of complicated.
First, boot up to your XP CD. It should give you the option to install windows or go to the recovery console. The recovery console should look like a command prompt. You need to be in the c:\windows\system32 folder. Type cd\windows\system32 if you just have a command prompt. If you have any questions about navigating through the command prompt let me know.
Anyway, type this in:
del *.com
This will change everything in Windows back to the factory defaults, and should fix your problem viewing /b/.

Great. Way to let the cancer back into /b.
