Gecko? Anonymous
Hey /an/ ...

I was browsing another forum, and amidst a series of pictures someone took while in Makati City in the Philippines, the author/photographer came across this little guy.

I'm fairly sure it's a gecko of some kind, but can anyone narrow it down? He's got such awesome coloring on his face and head.

Good to see you, Bitter.

A tokay, huh? All the ones I've seen were much more brightly colored, or at least more patterned. This guy has only a faint hint of whitish stripes, I guess that threw me off. Do captive bred Tokays tend to exhibit better colors?

i think there are different color forms. could be something that is regional or genetic. then again, i don't know much about geckos. so that was just a guess. ;)
