Today my kitten (shes a fairly big kitten) injured herself while playing, her front leg looks sprained and the vets around here were closed today. People have told me to give it a bit of time to see if she improves but it's really saddening me seeing her hop around (I have been sorta stopping her from moving around too much but shes still gotta poop etc). What i'm mainly wondering is, is there anyway I can tell if its broken, dislocated or just sprained? and is there anything I can do in the meantime to make her a bit more comfy?Red Panda Unrelated but cute
depending on your knowledge of skelital structure, you could try to feel for a dislocation, but the best bet is to wait it out and get her in first thing in the morning to a vet.
