no, because the father may be heterozygous. SO, if he were, say Bg (brown dominant green recessive) and your mother is gg (green recessive) there is a one out of two chance that there will be a green eyed offspring

Generally, they don't turn out to be brown brown though. Perhaps you have hazel or amber eyes.
