You dont need that big of a tank, a 20-30gallon would be adequate for an adult, a 10 gallon would be good for a hatchling. No point in spending extra money for something you dont need.
Also, anyone who uses heat rocks is a fucking irresponsible keeper, they easily overheat and kill your snake. Heat lamps are also not needed(snakes dont absorb heat through their backs), get a undertank heater(zoomed is preferred brand) that fits about 1/3 of the tank. Then put a hide on the hot side and one on the cool side, this way it can safely regulate its own temperature while not being stressed. Then a water dish in the centre refilled with fresh water daily. Make sure you have a secure lid as they can escape quite easily, if you dont have a locking lid, placing some heavy stuff on top works too(I myself have a bunch of my old textbooks on top of the tank).
