I am taking care of my friends cat over the weekend, but her house has no A/C and I'm scared the cat is going to overheat as it's very hot outside and humid. Cat cooling tips pls.

If you aren't dying of heatstroke, then the cat isn't either.

Drop some ice cubes in his water bowl.

Can cats eat grapes? I always give my hamsters frozen grapes on hot days and they love them. But I've never had a cat so I don't know, but frozen edible things definitely help.

Open up the case with a Phillips head screwdriver. Inside you should see some cords. Plug a few 80mm case fans and attach then to the back. The extra airflow created should keep it nice and cool.

Leave some fucking water for the cat and that's it. I swear to God the idiots always offering "advice" on /an/ have got to be the same types of blubber-bunnies that package their kids in 10 layers of protective wear when they go out to rollerblade. I had cats all my life and it got fucking hot in the summer. My parents REFUSED to EVER turn on the AC, did any of the cats die from heat? No. They can fucking handle it. If not they wouldn't be readily available as pets in just about every corner of humane civilization. Jesus H. Fucking Christ.

You are my hero.
