Dear Asia Anonymous
Fuck you, you fucking assholes. One day we'll get even for this plague we're stuck with here in north America. One day!!!

Come again?
>> Anonymous
Yeah I get a ton of those around my house every year too, dosent bother me much though

They get into stuff, though, and if you smoosh them they stink like hell. I hates them.
>> Anonymous
Eh, they eat aphids, and are harmless and cute, I accept them. They're the only bugs that I'll allow to crawl on me.

nOTE: American native varieties = win

invasive Japanese variety = will bite you and made of fail

Normal American ladybugs are awesome, eating aphids and looking cute and such. Asian lady beetles, on the other hand, are only sometimes cute (being orange or a pale yellow is not nearly as cute), bit you, and swarm then invade houses in October. They are also stinky when squashed.

i lol'd

Ladybugs are useful and pretty. A swarm may disturb but it's probably the least worst bugs swarm.

These ladybugs swept across Ontario and I must say they were not useful or pretty.

They bit me a few times while I was asleep and they came in the hundreds of thousands.

Now I get why everyone said I should stay away from the orange ladybugs as a kid. I didn't know they were a completely different species.

YOU'RE A LADYBUG
>> Anonymous
I see a shitload of them all over the windows of my house every summer. What do they want from me!? D:

They are after your spicy brains, they will crawl into your ears and lay delicious eggs in it.
>> Anonymous
They can get really annoying if they get into your house. Especially if you end up finding them in your bed.
>> Anonymous
Yes, I have a screen that is in need of repair near my bed. It is now covered in duct tape since a few months ago I was "invaded" by these fuckers and had about 30 of them in my bed with me.

Why do they want to be in your bed? Is it the heat they are seeking? Oh, and they do smell horrid. It's frustrating knowing you have to kill them and also knowing it's gonna smell so bad.
>> Anonymous
So it's just the yellow ones that are invasive species? I have swarms of red ones in my shed.

Ugh!! The damn things have even managed to survive the winter here in Ohio. They love light and swarm all over my overhead light in my room and the lamps.
Smelly little biting bastards....
