well i just looked back and you had already said a week ago. do you have other pets in there (not the same tank) with it? if so, maybe you should move it to a different room and observe it's feeding, pooping, and whatnot for a while.
on the other side of things, there are many people that simply don't bother. sometimes nothing happens, worst case, parasites can spread to others in your collection.
if you've had the snake in your care for a while now, chances are, you're probably ok.
i'd think the most common parasite you'd encounter would be mites that would be visible to they eye if you look closely. they'll be nestled in there between the scales, around eyes, etc.
to be honest i can't say how long it would take for parasites to spread..could be random.
