Dude I can take a guess at why your posting this and here's the advice I can offer you:

1.Clean your house throughly
2.You know ants come looking for sources of water. Get rid/eliminate any sources of water that are out in the open. This means fixing any leaky faucets you might have, etc.
3.Kill the current ants in your house.

OPTIONAL: Get a lizard, gecko, or something of that sort.

Well quite a few zoo's in California have them. Zoo security is about as tight as your neighbors backyard. They weigh about as much as a mid to large sized dog and they can't bite, but I think they can kill with their claws. The hard part would be the catching and transporting. Feeding wouldn't be too difficult if you had 3 or more large termite colonies. Keeping it a secret would probably be fairly difficult and a lot of people would hear the news of a stolen anteater.

If you don't want to steal and you have the cash I know of a place that sells Aardvarks. Not quite the same animal but fairly close.

This is how you do it, OP.

Go to the zoo, and leave a trail of honey from the anteater exhibit to your house. The pieces should all fall into place from there.

Funny story, I have a herper buddy who has a natualized colony of mediterranean house geckos in his home. He was breeding them for a picky eyelash he has, but they escaped. They are nocturnal so you don't see them during the day, but when the lights go out they go hunting for bugs and spiders and stuff.

tl;dr: downside of geckos running free in your house, none. Upside, never see a fucking bug again in your life.
