Do you have a heater, filter and basking lamp for your Turtle?? Also he needs more water to swim in.

Also my Turtle Leonardo

I have a heater and lamp on the other side of the pool! The filter isn't necessary because I replace the water every two days and that amount of water is there only because it's winter and he doesn't swim even if it's boiling!

Helmet, seems fitting for a turtle, Sir Helmet even.
Watch for fungus growing on the shell, and live fish are easy to get, just take a butterfly net to a shitty stream. Highly entertaining to watch a turtle chase the same fish for 10 min while the rest just hide in the corner.

Perhaps you should give your turtle a name....

What breed is it? I have a turtle that looks very similar, and he's a red-eared slider and his name is Hamlet. (Not Helmet.)

It seems like you're taking proper care of him/her, too. I really recommend a filter, but don't seem to have much water so it might not be necessary. In my turtle's tank it's essential. You can also feed the turtle little dead shrimps and some worms (which are found at any pet store) if live fish are too much of a hassle.

I don't know the breed... There are three or four ou there. Mine is exactly like those red eared sliders but without the red spots... So it might be that one. A mate of mine has a brown one with bright white googled eyes that is not like mine. Mine is greeeen! And so is yours... I tried a filter but that thing only lasted a week or so... Then I had to replace the water anyway.
And can I feed him any type of fish? Going to a creek or sumthing like that isn't hazardous? with all that polution and stuff?

P.S. Helmut or Helmet sounds good to me! Any more sugestions?

I've never fed my turtle any fish that I found outside. If the fish are able to live in the pond/creek/whatever then it can't be too badly polluted. (Otherwise they'd all obviously be dead.) But you can also just get feeder goldfish from the pet store for really cheap, too.

Thanx... Gonna try those live fishes! he he... It's gonna be awesome to see him race across the tank! I'm gonna buy two fishes... Name them romeo and juliet... Well... You know how this story ends... i'm gona make it epically Shakespearian!
