this is my shiba! his interests include getting whacked out and attacking his owners, killing anything that moves, running like he's on pcp, and being really fucking cute. He's great for picking up chicks.

Yeah, they usually are...

I've been curious about the same question, OP. I've heard they're really intelligent but sometimes unfriendly to people other than their owners. Is this true?

I fell in love with shiba-inu ever since I saw all those damn awesome shiba pictures they always post on /b/.

my baby is on her way out, but here's a pic =) i love her

they are mean to even their owners sometimes. Imagine a 5 year old whose never been disciplined ever, it loves you and is loyal but is a bastard who craves discipline and organization. hard breed to handle
>> Anonymous's Evil Twin
My Japanese ex had one, but it was a miniature. It was very friendly to me, even though it had never met a white person before.
>> Evilhead
Shibas are my favorite dogs. I will get one or a mame shiba one day, when I have enough room.

They're so cute. A Japanese friend of mine has one.

I want one of these.

I will re-enact a secret ending of Silent Hill 2 with him.

Why post a pic of a cat in this thread?
>> Anonymous
>>69242
Because dogs are disgusting and should be posted in /ck/ only.

Dear Sir or Madam; I wish you horribly painful and disfigurating diseases and a death in fire.

I belive I have one that has some german Sheperd or Huskie blood
So tell, care they very capable jumpers? Little Joey here jumps six foot privacy fences...

Heh, our old dog back-in-the-days was 60cm (two feet) high tops and 25-30 kg at absolute most and he just *had*to* jump over his 180 cm fence and attack two German shepherds ...yes, at once, and both of them were bigger than him. Now that was hardcore and quite dumb. Got his ass handed to him but didn't mind, just kept on going at 'em. It got him stitches, one of those conical collars and -apparently- foul tasting pills.
God, I miss that dog.

And to clarify he wasn't a shiba inu but a breed of laika. I just realized that post might have been a bit misguiding. It was just a "oh, this reminds me" -post...
>> Spuurm
yea my shiba jumps 6-7 feet and hes only two-three feet tall, he also digs. they are master escape artists, with their fur alot of shock collers dont work too. My shiba loves beating up other dogs he's only needed stiches once, but that was cause the owner got envolved. Anyone elses shiba have a pillaging and raping other dogs problem?
>> Anonymous
Heh, crossbreed a laika, a shiba and some dog with an I-aim-to-serve attitude and you would get ...ÜberDog! I dunno, I just have this fixation in my head that spitz-types are The Essence Of The Dog. Especially since most of them are hunting dogs. Well, I'm a finn, so that might explain it a bit...
Someone I know once put it like this: "The man, his car and his dog must be big."
