I live on the water and some weird prehistoric looking things are hanging around in there.
Can you tell me what they are? I want to believe that they're aliens or something of that nature, but I suppose I should as you guys. (I don't think it's a sea-urchin)

can't be a sea cucumber because there are no tube feet. Doubt it's a nudibranch because its gill-structures aren't visible and it's too large. looks to me like it might be a sea hare. they're large and discharge ink when frightened.

Yes, that's a nudibranch. They come in many colors and sizes, and some have many of those protuberances on them, while others have few or none.
