After my parents fostered them for the local shelter, I recently adopted one of the 3 kittens they had. However, I sent him back for another week or two because I was worried about anxiety on his part for being alone for the day while i'm at classes. Now I'm ronery.

Was this something i should have done, or would the kitten have been alright?

Pic related, that's basically what he looks like.

I'll give it to you straight: your cat is going to die.

A little black cat in Halloween season?

Man, some shallow bitch is gonna adopt him because he's "halloween-y" and then drop him like a hotcake when the season's over and he's lost his kitten charm.

i got two black cats from a litter my one kitty had i didn't give away, cause around this time of year people do some fucked up stuff to a black cat, though ended up keeping the pair of them.

OP here.

I actually grew up w/a black cat who was only a few months younger than myself, so that was part of the reason why i wanted another one. That and I always thought black furred dogs/cats look better.

Just seems so much quieter in the apartment w/out him tearing around.

i have grew up with cats also mine was assumed dead a few months ago

managed to live to be 16 years old outdoors, survive 3 dog attacks, getting locked in a van for 4 days straight (we where cleaning it before we left for thanksgiving cat snuck in), and just getting locked in the other garage without his food/litterbox untill he learned to run OUT not IN when the door was going down

funny cat would alwas try to give my aunt dead chipmunks whenever she would visit

in the end im happy it died away becuase i dont want to deal with a dead thing
