Sup, /an/.

are Lavender the type of flowers you could get in a boquet?
Not necessarily as the main thing, but in nontheless.

Pic related, I think.

Yes, and my grandmother had a garden full of lavender. It's often used for aromatherapy, iirc.

I am a guy and I have no idea what lavender smells like. Not that I haven't been around lavender or anything like that, I just don't have a sense of smell.i literally can't smell shit. I know, completely irrelevant!
But some people I know may even spot me...

I'm a girl and I also hate the fucking smell of lavender. It's WAY too strong. I wouldn't put it in a bouquet if I were you. It would probably make the person getting it faint on the spot.

They're excellent garden flowers I hear, though.

The purple flower spikes you usually find in florists' bouquets are liatris, not lavender. You'd probably have to ask a florist to get lavender specially or order it from a farm.

I've heard lavender oil described both as aphrodisiac AND anaphrodisiac. The fragrance is clean, but it's been used to scent linens and dainty underthings for so long that I guess people started to associate it with the bedroom. I love lavender, but I've had a bitch of a time trying to grow it.
