By any off chance can anyone identify this particular beetle? It's most likely a type of longhorn. I found it at a point of high elevation in Southern Arizona.
yes a longhorned beetle, but I can't find the exact species.
we had an infestation of them here in texas a few years ago. the state said that if you saw them to immediately kill them. damn pests killed kmost of the oak and pine trees at my gramps place.
An infestation of those! Exactly? That's horrible. It landed on my jacket and scared the living hell out of me.And here I thought I had discovered an exotic new species.
