So out in front of my house right now is a baby robin, maybe a week old. It's eyes are open, it barely has feathers, and it can't stand up (legs didn't look broken though).
Should I just leave it and let it die?

It's mother is still feeding it, except if you go and touch it. If you have touched that bird, it's good as dead.

nah, that scent thing is a myth.

Is it in nest? Or on floor? I'd leave it if it's out of the nest.

Laying on the sidewalk.

Watch if mother returns.
If not, pick it up and ask vet or raise it yourself.

Its gonna die no matter what you do.

Wrong.

Recently I've rescued 3 baby mockingbirds (For all you fags said "Oh you should of let those fuckers die", I can't let something suffer knowing I could have helped it.) whose nest had fallen down. I took them in a shoebox with a towel in the bottom to a vet, and the vet called in the nearest wildlife rehabilitation clinic which drove 20 miles to come pick them up. The birds are doing fine with the right care. The only way a baby bird is sure to die is by doing nothing at all.

Just eat it.
