When I had my old pit bull and he would play bite, we did two things.
One was to get up on our feet, thereby being the dominant dog/alpha. Then we turned our back on him until he got the idea. It works for jumpers, too. It's excellent. Another one is the high yip. She seems to be in her puppy stage, so whenever she starts biting, let out a very high frequency yip like a dog in pain, and she should let off.
How often do you exercise her? She's an Amstaff mix, and should be exercised at least 2-3 hours a day. It's one of the pit bull breeds and really needs that amount of exercise daily. Treadmills can be a lifesaver, though, so try to buy an electric one, because those are cheaper to maintain. One hour on the treadmill is like 2 hours of physical activity if you set it high enough. A tired pit bull is a happy pit bull. You can find these on Craigslist.com really cheap. There is a brand that you can get for under 1000 dollars and it's electric, but I can't remember the name right now. Dog powered ones tire them out more, but they're harder to maintain, and you have to change the conveyor belt.
Is she also well socialized? For a pit bull mix of any breed to bite a human is a SERIOUS fault. These breeds were bred to be animal aggressive for dog fighting, but not human aggressive so their handlers could touch them in the ring without injury. The root of this problem is probably exercise, get her a treadmill, IMMEDIATELY. In the winter months, she'll go crazy if you don't get her exercise.
