I love how these things mate. I saw it at a documentary once. They're hermaphrodites, and since it takes less energy to give sperm to another Seaslug and let it raise your genes than to raise them yourself they cling to their partner and RAPE them during mating. Well, they're raping eachother actually. But that's not the scary part. The scary part is that in the meantime they're trying to bite of their partners/victims PENIS so it can't impregnate them.

G. atlanticus is able to feed on P. physalis due to its immunity to the venomous nematocysts. The blue sea slug will consume the entire organism. After consumption it will select the most venomous nematocysts and use them for defense. G. atlanticus stores the venom in its cnidosacs, specialized sacs on the tip of their cerata, the thin feather-like "fingers" on its body. Because Glaucus stores the venom, it can produce a more powerful and deadly sting than the Man o' War which it feeds on.

Seriously, awsomest sea slug EVER
