No. That's an Argentine. Nice, kitty-like, intelligent lizards who show all traits of enjoying interacting with their owners.

Black and Whites are shitfucks though, you're right. They're smaller.

Picture is my Argentine in May. Now he's more than twice the size he was then.

Can you let these guys wander around a house, or do you have to have a heated room for them?

Here's a pic of my crocodile skink. They're the most obnoxious hiders ever. I rarely know if it's eating or getting enough water.

You can let them wander as long as you supervise them. They'll break shit if you leave them alone too long or they'll take a shit somewhere (though you can "litter" train them I've heard).

They have to spend nights in their cages though. Need a heat source to digest food properly.

I have an interest in green iguanas and have read a lot about them, but I don't have the means to own one until I have my own place. Which, needless to say, will be a very long time.

But anyway, I was wondering if iguanas really are as mean as I've heard? Are they really really hard to care for? I don't want to keep planning on someday getting one if it's going to be a gigantic hassle to take care of one without getting any reward of a good pet out of it.
