For those of you who think this is unusual or "bad" behavior for a kitten, YOU ARE FUCKING STUPID AND SHOULD NEVER BE ALLOWED TO OWN PETS.
Kittens play. They play with their paws and teeth. Why? Because they are fucking animals. If your kitten scratches/bites you too hard during play, yell "no" or something, but he also *needs* to be offered toys that he can wrestle with. You can use cheap or free shit from around your house, like old socks, but the play wrestling behavior is perfectly normal.
You actually may want to consider getting a second kitten of similar age so he'll have someone to wrestle with. The reason for this will become more obvious as kitty grows. When he's 5+ months old, he'll still be a playful kitten but he'll be a BIG playful kitten and his scratching and biting will be even more painful. If he doesn't have another cat to play with, he'll release his energy on you and it may very well drive you insane. I used to volunteer at a shelter and I talked to so many families who wanted to give up their kittens at 5-8 months or so because of this rough playing. So please consider it.
