Nah, cats can handle their litter just fine. Move her to a part of the house that doesn't get much traffic and leave her alone. If there's too much human contact (especially if she doesn't have a bond with any of them) she'll get stressed and will move the cubs around the house. You don't want to turn the house upside down looking for lost kittens, I can asure you. I know how tempting it is to clutter around her and pick up the kittens but try not to do that often. Wait for them to be at least 2-3 weeks old and you can start socializing with them. If you leave them alone for a long time they'll hiss when you aproach them. It's cute...but wrong.
Other than that, there isn't much you can do. Just make sure to find them a good home when they're ready.
