You take your litterbox, and every 3 days move it closer to the toilet. After its right next to the toilet every three days add a 4 inch box under the litterbox. After that, put the litterbox on the toilet and take away that boxes. Three days after that, (or a week if you want to be safe) replace the litterbox with a 5-8 quart mixing bowl. Make sure the bowl is wedged tightly. Within the next week do not replace the litter in the litterbowl, but just take out the clumps.
Once you are almost out of litter (say a cup) then dump that out and put water in there (a little bit at first). Reward your cat when it goes in the bowl each time. Eventually the bowl will be full of water, and you can just take the bowl away.
You also have to show it correct squatting posture for pooping and peeing, its pretty obvious, just make sure she doesnt fall in.
Also remember, each time you make a change to where your cat's litter box is, go find your cat, pick it up, and drop it in the litterbox/bowl. It will look around and notice the change, make this a habit and by the first week and a half you will have clear communication going as to what you want it to do.
