oh lawd, what has science done?

is that some dog/human hybrid?
>> Anonymous
It's an exposition by some weird artist who makes realistic sculputers of weird creatures. It's something like testing that 'uncanny valley' theory or something. At least that's what I remember. Feel free to correct me :)

Oh, wow. I think they are awsome. Kind of cute too, looking all warm and motherly. They are at least much cuter than that cat breed that has no fur.

Agreed. Disgusting.

I've always wanted one of those because of their hideous appearance, but I hear you have to bathe them twice a week, and I don't fancy giving a cat a bath ever. I have tried on 2 separate occasions to do this, and they both ended with a wet cat and scratches.

Odd, because the first time I saw these hybrids I was on /b/. I thought it was cool. Always nice to see an artist trying something different.

Agreed.

I have an obsession for imaginary animals. Even better if there's an artist who can make them look real. I think these are just awsome. I can't imagine how long it must have took to make these. I wish these were real.

oh, I also have this. Kind of fits into this thread, even though I dunno if it has anything to do with those two...Propably not.

Genpets...Im guessing its fake but on every page and FAQ it insists it's real.
>> Anonymous
>>75763
Actually you can kinda wipe them down with a damp cloth and it'll work just fine. :-) Or just pet them while holding one...bathing them that frequently will dry out their skin.

I have found that cats hate standing in the water. If you bring the water to them they don't seem to mind as much. Also the scruff of the neck helps.
>> Anonymous
Lol, it's not real...
>> Anonymous
OMG...that is so disturbing looking.

OH MAN. We had those gen pet things set up at our school as part of bio-art display. They would like "sneeze" and twitch. It was weird.

That made my skin crawl... And nothing makes my skin crawl.
