Hello /an/

I'm going to look after a friend's cats for 3 weeks and they should be here in an hour.
I've had no real experience fully taking care of them, but they are trained.

The litter box I'll put in the small bathroom and hope they use it...

The other problem is if they will chew my wires or not? I don't want my nice computer or TV to die because they bit a cable or two. (Probably not good for them either)

tl;dr
I'm getting two cats for 3 weeks and have no experience, halp.

Pic related as it is them.

I doubt they'll chew the cords. You'll probably need to worry more about them batting at and playing with the cords and causing things (computers, lamps, etc.) to fall over. Also, if they still have their claws, make sure you have something for them to scratch so they don't shred your furniture. (Their owner should either bring one or tell you if they prefer carpet, cardboard, upright, flat, whatever.) Invest in a $0.99 lint roller to de-fur yourself when you leave your home.

I don't have many things that can fall over so that's good.

She said they didn't scratch much, so we'll see about that...

Sammy has already warmed up, and doesn't run away, the female is going to take a bit long though.

Turns out they like to claw wicker, works good since I have a laundry basket I never use.

Any other general advice tips?
They already eat ;'//////////

and apparently already walk over my keyboard.

I have no experience with cats...I'd say just ask their owners for anything specific.

Don't know if you're male or female, but my cat loves to pull tampon wrappers out of the bathroom trash. Just a warning.

Have fun with the cats!

Food, water, litter. Cats are very easy.
Mine have never chewed on any cords.

If you have a laser pointer, let them chase it around. It's fun for both cat and human.

My old one has dying batteries, might get a green one.

I've only had them for 20 minutes and now both are lost in here somewhere. I think I have looked absolutely everywhere.

Goddammit.

Personal blog, etc...

Found D, she was inside a cabinet, but not behind it, behind the tiny area of my PS3. I still can't find Sammy.

D also hissed at me twice, bleh.
Hope they warm up soon.

Dirty floor is dirty...

Found them...

well I had to take care of a family members kitten and she had a real funny tendency of raiding my moms panty drawer and sneak off with a brazier or a skimpy pair of undies to a secret hiding spot, I don't know what she did with them, but it was pretty funny.

Heh, I see they already own your house.

Well Sammy's new favorite place is next to a power strip underneath my desk. He just jumped up on top and laid down for a while and reached out his head when I went to pet him. Luckiy D follows him, so maybe I can get the to both like me :D

I'll also get to picking up a lint roller, as hair is already getting everywhere.
