My pet parrot is teh coolest.

My lil bro was playing with her and she flew outside. Whenever I drove home right whenever I got out of the car she flew to me. At first I thought something was attacking me, but then I realized it was her and was like "wtf are you doing out here?"

That's awesome. She could've cleared off forever, but she came back. :3

If you love something, and you set it free, and it comes back.. You're not a dumbass. :o

I used to think that way, too.
Right up until I was taking my Grey to the vet, and the bird took off right out the door.
I got her back about a week later.
Most miserable week of my life.
Don't chance it. Keep the birds clipped.

if you have a grey, does it come to you when you call it? I dont see how you could have lost it unless it just didnt want to be with you.

OP here.

she's about a year and a half old. Her name is Anna and she's a Quaker.

In vietnam, there are people with pet birds and they just let am fly around outside. Whenever you call for them they come to you.

I am thinking about raising her that way

I envisioned this comment being read with a heavy Eastern European accent.
