As for the biting... To be honest? Every person I've known (self included) who's gotten a kitten have had scrap meat for arms for about the first year... She'll eventually stop biting on her own, and it sounds like you've been doing a good job with the moving her when she does... depending on how old she is (she still looks pretty small), slowly wean her off of biting by no longer holding her when she bites. It takes awhile for them to get the picture. Only pick her up/pet her/etc if she doesn't bite. The instant she does, put her down again. It will teach her that you aren't a chew toy, and if she wants affection, she's going to have to curb that habit.
That's the way all three of my kittens were 'weaned'. She's basically trying to rough-house with you, inciting play.
