Well pics 5 and 6 in those series are probably seperate occassions, but those eagles can and do attack and eat foxes.

You can clearly see the eagle landed on the snow (note the marks left by the tail feathers), but there are no marks on the snow of it taking off again. So I'm guessing those are the eagles tracks on the snow, not those of a fox.
