I found my neighbor beating his dog today so I went over his house and smashed his legs with my bat.

I was sent to anger management and I'm under house arrest for three months. The guy is being fined $2000 for animal abuse.

As for the dog, I'm happy to say he is now being taken care of by a friend of mine :).

tl;dr If I see anyone touch a dog the wrong way I'll crack their skulls open.

You are a thundering faggot. I'd kill a dog and leave it on your front lawn, just for spite.

Every so often there's a troll that leaves me both disgusted and with a warm fuzzy feeling. You don't see that very often. 7/10.

Where do you live? Justice comes swiftly wherever you live, troll.

One time I actually did come across a guy on the street beating a dog with a big chain. I started screaming at him to stop, and he flipped out and started chasing me and my friend, saying "I'll beat you like I beat this dog, girl!". It wasn't till I picked up a big brick and turned around on him that he backed off.

Guess we'll be seeing you around a lot for the next three months huh?
I expect you to contribute at least 3 good threads a day.

...as much as I love dogs, I find this fairly troubling.

If you saw a dog attacking another dog, would you stop it?

And....is this problem really solved by violence against yet another animal, namely man?

I would possibly break up a dog fight. The thing about the guy hurting the dog is that the guy should know better. Technically two pet dogs should know better too, but I'd hold the person to higher standards.

Yes, responding to violence with more violence is not ideal, but sometimes that's what people resort to.

I wish there were more people like you in this world to stop those stupid fucks who do shit like that

Nobody gets put in court an sentenced on the same day of the crime.

If you broke a guys legs, it'll be a while before you're under house arrest. Not today.

All people have the right to a speedy trial.

Well..even if it's not true, it's nice that people would stand up for a dog like this. People can be dickheads on power trips to animals.
Right on, codger. Go right on batting:)

Everyone who supports a human beating/maiming another human over a dog is an idiot.

What exactly is "beating", in your mind? Like you supposedly did to him with the bat?

Or was he disciplining the dog, because the dog done wrong?
