FATMOUSE IS COMING TO LEAD THIS POOR, THIN WORLD INTO A NEW AGE OF GLORIOUS GLUTTONY. YOU MUST PREPARE FOR HIS COMING; PREPARE TO GIVE UP YOUR WEALTH, YOUR LABOUR AND YOUR BIOMASS FOR THE GREATER GLORY OF FATMOUSE. YOU WILL BRING HIM THE HEADS OF HIS WRETCHED ADVERSARIES, YOU WILL BRING HIM THEIR CANNED GOODS AND PERISHABLES, AND YOU WILL BRING HIM THEIR BABIES, PREFERABLY SAUTEÉD WITH ONIONS. YOU HAVE BEEN FOREWARNED. FATMOUSE IS COMING AND YOU WILL SERVE HIM, WILLINGLY WITH YOUR LIFE AND SOUL OR UNWILLINGLY WITH YOUR SPIT-ROASTED REMAINS. FATMOUSE MUST FEED.

If you want rats to gain weight, up their protein intake. That simple. Instead of going with 16% protein lab blocks, go with 18-22%.

Also, I'm only looking for one of them to gain weight, and not the other one, and they live together, so I was looking for foods I could supplement into the one who needs to gain weight diet.

You'll have to do it by hand or the other rat will nab it. Offer dog kibble, yogurt treats, and tiny hunks of cooked meat until ratty every day. Be sure they're both getting veggies, frozen seems to work the best since they keep longer, the vitamins in vegetables will help his body utilize the protein.
