My cat has a hairball stuck and she cant purr properly without choking or make any noises really. What can i do? Oh and she's breathing and behaving normally.

Are you sure it's a hairball and not an upper respiratory infection? Because it sounds more like the latter to me. Hairballs are in the digestive system, not the respiratory.

Take your cat to the vet for some antibiotics, jeez.
