There are estrogens and strong anti-androgens that can reduce or eliminate sperm count. They are usually used for sex-changes, "chemical castration" for sexual predators, and treating androgen-linked prostate cancer. They tend to do this by disrupting testosterone production, which also kills your sex drive. So you are sterile, but you don't care cause you aren't interested in sex anymore!

If you are taking any hormone/antihormone regimine strong enough to produce sterility, it will beging to PERMANENTLY damage your fertility after about 3 months. Although many transexuals have stop taking the pills after several years and regained fertility, its not a worth the gamble.
(I am a wannabe-trap; I intend to bank spem before ever experimenting with hormones because the effects on the reproductice system ARE permanent.)
