ITT animals you fear, be it phobia or some other reason.
I find bears somewhat terrifying. Most of my nightmares have bears fucking shit up and trying to eat me.

Spiders make me freak out. All kinds of spiders, even toy ones.

sharks dude, sharks.
or just giant underwater things in general. small sharks are fine, or medium ones if i'm like in shallow water but huge fucking sharks in the middle of nowhere.

i always have dreams where i'm in the water and i have to try and get away from this giant ass fish, sea monster or giant squid. getting dragged down into the deep or be ripped apart is not pleasant for me.
shit i rather have spiders crawling all over me than have to deal with fucking sharks.

Large herivorous animals in general...cows, bulls, elephants, etc. I know enough about them to be afraid of them. I've been charged by cows, pigs before. You try being in my place and not shitting your pants.

Some of the most terrifying animals I've ever met were normal, ordinary house cats.

But I feel the OP's pain, I used to be scared PISSLESS by bears. Couldn't watch The Fox and The Hound or The Bear or White Wolves (This really obscure movie where teenagers get lost in the woods and their teacher falls down a mountain and gets all fucked up and they have to get him out of the woods and there's this psychotic black bear that keeps following/attacking them and totally slashes the girly girl) as a kid without leaving at certain parts.

I fucking hate pikes and gar and walleyes, too. They fucking freak me out.

But I have respect for bears. But it's far safer to be unarmed in the woods then being in the wrong neighberhood in the bigger cities.

I have balls of steel, I guess, because the only animal that bothers me is humans. I mean, I might be startled by a spider leaping at me from a wall, or a bear lunging at me (as any human should, it's instinct), but I don't really "fear" them.

I do have a weakness.. milk. I fucking hate milk. I get ill just from thinking about it. There is a PETA video called "milk gone wild" and..
i just threw up in my mouth a little.

I can usually deal with most arthropods (except if it's like bees fucking flying into my face), except for the ones that look vaguely off from what I'm used to. Jerusalem crickets, for example, creep me the fuck out (too bulbous). So do centipedes and house spiders (legs oh god). I've never seen any of those in real life.

Sucks to be scared of spiders, but then again, I have an irrational fear of medical injections, so I understand irrational phobias.

I suppose the animal that scares me most would be something out of the deepest depths of the ocean that has that "I'm going to RAPE your scrawny human ass with tentacles before I eat you," expression. Produce a creature like that, and I refuse to even go near a sink, in case someting crawls out.

The name "bobbit worm" is a reference to Lorena Bobbit, the lady who cut off her husband's junk in the early 90s. This is because they are notorious for attacking testicles. No joking. Dudes in swim trunks come along and the cock is the most appetizing thing to the worm.

Three weeks ago, during a trip in USA, my balls started itching heavily. After a while, they became red from the scratching. But they were still itchy as hell. Three days later, I was back to Canada. My balls were still incredibly itchy, and I couldn't stand the situation. I wasn't prepared for the horror when I looked down at my testicles and saw those worm-like creatures moving under my skin. I was horrified. I almost fainted.

Sorry was thinking of your mom. Bobbit worms tend to be in water 10-40m deep, so, while I did phrase it poorly, the average person is unlikely to step on one.

Despite that mistake, it doesn't explain why he had worms in his balls.

I saw a real live cockroach up close only some weeks ago. A friend of mine fed it to one of his spiders. I was almost overcome with a wave of nausea the second I saw it. God damn I am disgusted by the buggers. You have to admire their biological perfection, but still...
Huh. For some reason I can't think of an animal I'd be afraid of in the fobia sense. I mean, sure, there's lot's of animals I'd be afraid of if I ran into them in a dangerous situation, but that's different. Oddly enough the only nightmare I remember that involved animals had dogs. I've grown up around dogs, I can handle them fine, I usually can read the signs and mostly dogs like me and warm up to me quite fast. But in that dream I was hunted like a fox in England and eventually got torn apart by hounds. Huh...

Fucking leeches!!! Fuck. Fuck fuck.
>> Anonymous
>>117167

I wanna play with leeches. The question is how long do they suck on me before they let go again and can I get any diseases from them? Also, do they have to be in water all the time or can I walk around and do my various things and only occasionally sprinkle some water on them?
>> Anonymous
>>117172
First, JEEBUS CHRIST what's wrong with you!
And, they suck on you until either you run out of blood to suck or their stomach explodes. They don't win.
Wild leeches may have diseases if they've sucked on an animal with disease. Farm-bred leeches are therefore "better". They excrete saliva into your blood, but this is only to numb the area so you don't even know its there, and to keep the blood from clotting.

Um, I'm sure they would appreciate the water, but I'd rather be breaking out the damn salt.
>> Anonymous
>>And, they suck on you until either you run out of blood to suck or their stomach explodes. They don't win.

How did a creature like that survive until now...?
>> Anonymous
>>117185
Actually, common pond leeches (I don't know about other varieties though I assume they are the same) only suck until they are full and then fall off. If it weren't for diseases, most leeches would be harmless, just take a bit of blood and go. In fact, you might say that mosquitos are more annoying since they leave an itchy spot.
