Labs are incredibly smart and loyal. Energetic and excitable, yes, but very fast learners and very very obedient.

no such thing as a silber lab, really. Dogs called such are either mixes or genetic nightmares with a dilution of the black gene. That one looks like a mix.

The little white spot on his chest might as well be a gigantic sign saying "I'M A MUTT" glued to his forehead.

lolllllll silver "lab" .... they're just lab/ weimaraner mutts

In any case, reguardless of anyones' feels towards designer dogs, that pup looks at least 2 weeks too young to be away from its mother.

Not really, I had 2 mating black labs when I was younger and there were 3 gray/silver pups in the litter of 10-12 (cant remember)

As for it being too young, he's not begging for milk and he's eating hard food.

mutt puppy....they will make the best pet, just love the pup........

Pure breed labs can have white spots on them. its just a disqualification if you want to show that dog.

Which really seems silly to me. OMG it has a SPOT!!11one1 Oh well most of the showing standards did always bug me.

Well he at least weaned thats good, but weaning from momma dog isn't generally why puppies are supposed to be sent to their new homes at 8-10 weeks old. Puppies are actually for the most part weaned a little bit before that. Its all about so the puppy knows how to socialize with other dogs by being taught by their mother and learning with their siblings. its a very important part of their development, that should for no reason be skipped.

like in between their pads? (I love it when they have spots like that its so cute imo.)I have no idea, I don't know about usually none visible spots either. One of my black labs has a white spot on the back of her tail that can only be seen if you push the fur in that area the wrong way.

Actually reading the standard again, its says spots on the chest are quote: "permissible, but not desirable" Didn't really specify with paw or unseen spots.

Well, they're on the tips of the toes, on all four feet, if I'm not mistaken.

Silver Lab = Chocolate Lab. According to AKC, "silver" is a very rare color that can be produces with chocolate genes. The standard says that the shades of chocolate can be so light that most "silver" pups fall into this category, and should be registered as such.

Also, OP, it's hard to tell without knowing how old that pup is. It looks too small to be a lab pup, but then again it still has its blue baby eyes, which usually go away between 6-10 weeks old. Almost every dog that I've seen that has eyes like that was way too young to be away from the dam.
