You rock at taking pictures.

This is an imageboard, not a forum.

Hamsters suck, all they do is bite and they're way too jumpy...except the chinese dwarf, that rocks.

Get a different wheel, those wire 'mesh' wheels can easily break your hamster's toes.

A Silent Spinner brand is much better.

I had three Russians at one time, they have all passed now, but here are their pictures.

Tchaikovsky, the male.

And Skuzle, the other female.

I sucked at taking pictures then, and had a crappy camera, forgive me.

Dwarves suck, they're always pissed and they bite.

this is true, the larger the rodent the more affectionate it is. My rat (dr. raticate von fluffenstien) is very loyal, like a low rider chihuahua. I had a dwarf but she was a biting bitch, not as nice as larger hamsters.

Mine doesn't bite (hard, anyways), she's just a fat fuck who always wants food.

BUMP for awesome. I used to have 3 dwarves and they were awesome, but sadly they've all passed away. :(

I used to have 2 hampsters. One of them bit me often but the other one only bit me like two times that I had him. Their short life span sucks though.

how hard can different ratty animals bite you? if they really try hard?
can they bite off your finger?

I got stitches from a rat and hamster bite when I was younger.

Rats, and maybe other rodents (don't know that much about them) can separate their two lower front teeth, and jam their top teeth in between the gap to effectively 'lock' their victim into place. They'll only do this if they're very, very pissed though.

Indeed.

I have two hamsters, a father and son duo. Neither have tried to bite me. I suspect they enjoy the popcorn and crickets.
