So my dad just called and told me I might be getting a large some of money from a will that would go into my business. I dont have a business as of now, but I work with horses as an assistant horse trainer and hope to run my own facility some day. So the catch is I have to come up with a barn name by the weekend. I dont normally ask for help on 4chan but Im looking for something creative.. any suggestions?

Coming up with a barn/stable name is difficult. Maybe you could give us more of an idea of what kind of barn it would be? English or Western? What would you specialize in? Racing? Dressage? An all-around stable for people to board their horses? "Lazy R Stable" probably wouldn't work as well if you were aiming for more of a dressage barn, etc.

Oh wow, people actually responded. Ya, I'm primarily a western rider. As of now I have no idea what exact discipline I want to go in to. I was really hoping to make it into the reining industry. So I can narrow it down to Western Performance Quarter Horses and Paints. BTW Barrelroll Barn would be pretty fun, just dont know if it would work as well for my credibility when im 40.

Ive kinda came up with one I like.. Desert Rein. Kinda a play on words, problem is I am in AZ now but I dont know where ill be 10 years from now. That obviously wouldnt work if I moved to North Carolina or something

Barrelroll Barn is actually pretty clever and amusing. And it fits well for Western riding.

Unfortunately, I suck when it comes to naming for western barns. I spent a few years at a western barn, and I still don't understand their naming schemes. I think it has to do with the owner's names and stuff. (Diamond N barn when the guy's last name was "Neuman."

Of course, you could just have fun with it. Paintbrush Barn or something to do with the surroundings (Paint Butte if there was a butte nearby)

Ya, I was hoping for something either clever, or lucky. I am one of those people that if it can go wrong it probably will, so maybe naming my business after something lucky would be smart. Or do you think maybe I would jinx it?

Barrelroll Barn is actually a very, very clever name.
If you don't go to 4chan or such, well horsefolk would associate it with barrel racing and western riding. And I know some people that call sliding stops 'rolling the dirt' (or just rolling) because of the spray of dirt they stir up. So there's your reining aspect.
Diamond (insert random letter here) Ranch/Stable/Stead is so overdone. I roll my eyes everytime I see that shit. Originality for the win.
