I've spotted a couple ants roaming around my house.

I don't want to use chemical stuff, because I have pets (two cats, a rabbit and a tarantula).

Would spritzing lemon juice keep them at bay?

If not, know any good eco-friendly ways?

Lemon juice can help, but doesn't always. I have pets too and where I live are LOTS of ants.
That's why I use ant traps, but put those in little cardboard boxes in which I cut some tiny holes, big enough for the ants but too small for the pets to be able to get to the traps.
Doing that for years now, pets never had problems.

1. find the hole they're using to get in your house.
2. plug it.
3. PROFIT.

Easier said than done.

If I can't find any other way, I'll use this method.

They were using the front door here. After I changed the seals, I haven't seen a single ant inside.

Train your cats and spider to eat the ants, and other bug invaders.

Charlotte would probably kill the cats...

Find out where their hole is. Pour nutrasweet in. Profit.

Go with that method OP

Problem Solved.
>> Ants hate cinnamon Anonymous
We often fend off ants with cinnamon. We make a barrier of cinnamon around things ants would want like sugar or getting on the dining table. It's like having a six foot wall of chopped up jalapeño peppers. Yeah, ants hate that. We often put cinnamon in the trash before taking it out particularly if the trash contains meat or sugar.

Neem tree oil will repel a lot of different bugs.

Generic Spider name is generic. I named my Black Widow Pandora and kept her in one of those little plastic hermit crab boxes. I would then tell everyone not to open Pandora's box.
As for ant problems, pick up a few dozen of these guys. They'll help with the ants, and take care of decorating.
