I am too poor to have a marine tank, and if I ever win a lottery I would better get a proper reef tank with bunch of corrals.

I work at a reef store, we sell about 2 a month, usually 3-6 inches for $70-95.

Interesting facts, usually can not be kept in a reef because they are one of the top several bad ass motherfuckers that are in the hobby, after blue-line triggers and queen triggers. Though you would have to be stupid to want to keep a queen. Clowns almost always ar the boss of the tank, and will almost always eat coral and any fish they feel like killing that day. The usual story goes something like "Man I've had that clown trigger for 2 years and then one day I came home from work and everything in the tank was dead but him."
So yeah, fish only tanks for these guys.
Another interesting fact. These guys are from rather deep, turbulent areas of the reef. And so the few villages in its range that are particularly well known for easy clown trigger catching are almost completely devoid of men of diving age...they have all died trying to collect these guys...so most are collected by migrant workers who go to these places to catch some clowns for a little extra cash.

He will never make it to 24". The biggest I've ever seen topped out at 14" and had been in a 220G for about 8 years. He killed everything in his tank including a 14" sohal tang, 8" red sea purple tang, and a lionfish the size of a beach ball. So hopefully for everything in your tank he doesnt get that big. If he's in a 55G, like most people who want one have, he'll get to 5" stay that size for a year or two and then die.
