I'll be completely, totally, utterly honest because I had a spotted climbing perch:
There's nothing you can add that would be of an appropriate size that your fish will not eat. I had a smaller tank, with just the spotted climbing perch and thirteen white cloud mountain minnows. One by one my white clouds disappeared, and my spotted climbing perch got fatter and fatter. I tried some buenos aries tetras, which were two or three times the size of the white clouds, and they all disappeared, too.
tl;dr
Spotted Climbing Perch will eat anything they can fit into their very, very large mouths.
