>>52858 I have a macaw and she'll probably outlive me. They are extemely loud and destructive. You'll spend a small fortune on new toys for it to tear to shreds... but you'll adore every second of it. I wouldn't trade her for the world. >>52813 De-scented skunks make amazing pets. They're just like cats in needs, but act more like little dogs, wanting to chase everything and get into mischeif. Females make the better pets, since their personalities are a little more snuggly and even. However, If I could have any one thing for a pet, it would be a mountain lion. I work with big cats at a sanctuary, and I had always thought I wanted a tiger. But even with the best handling and training, they will always be too unpredictable, and it only gets worse as they get old. But a mountain lion, or cougar, can be tamed pretty damn well if you have the proper training. They can be extremely affectionate, to the point of being annoying, and they're the only large cat that can purr. I am in LOVE with an older female that I work with, and I wish like mad we had an out-placement policy. I'd take her home in a heartbeat.
