I think I've had an ear or head infection for a few days now, maybe about a week. My sister recently had the mumps, and I've felt bad a few days after she got it.

I can't afford a doctor's visit and my head is still burning, what should I do?

Find a free clinic in your area.
Infections either go away on their own, get worse, or become chronic.

I'm drinking lots of water, fruit juice, and eating fruits. I've taken a multivitamin today and yesterday.

It goes way for a couple of hours when I go asleep and wake up regardless of the time. I'm not really tired though, just the usual amount from my workouts.

I can't tell if it's an infection or not, only my throat is slightly swollen... and you can only tell by touch.

I'd say get it checked out. About 3-4 years ago, I spent 2 1/2 days in the hospital and almost died because of a sinus infection that spread through the whole right side of my face. Right eyelids swelled up, 7 shots in 1 day, not fun. Not to mention the $14,000 hospital bill (insurance payed for a majority of it) and then the 2 weeks of a Pic-Line (SP) Catheter in my arm with meds 4 times a day.

All in all... not fun. Get it checked out.

I'm gonna see how I do tomorrow. I think it may be the temperature, because having a cooler head (literally) is making me feel better.

I fucking hate the mid-west.
