this is my cat. We lost him in the move. I think he ran out of the house. He was supposed to be shut in one of the bed rooms but some asshole opened the door and he split. He was a rescue cat I saved. Now i feel like I failed him.

He's the one who ran away.

Clearly he didn't love you.

Same thing happened to my old cat...

And I had her for 7 FUCKING YEARS

Why post that here? It's such a downer. Atleast go out and look for it.

And this is why I get so nervous, and rage when someone in my house leaves the door open for more than 5 seconds.

Had a sister stay with me for awhile. Told her that my front door doesn't close properly and that she has to make sure it's closed before she goes out. Well guess she didn't hear me because lo and behold I come home to find the door open a crack. FREAK THE FUCK OUT, check all over my house for my cats, one cat is still in. Lucky for her the other cat got scared of being outside (indoor cats) and bolted back in the house. I was worried out of my mind and RAAAAAAAAAAAGE'D.

His name is peewee cause he has a small head and hes really not that bright
he has allot of character and was a fun cat to have around cause of the silly shit he would do.

I also thought allot about him getting out and being free. he was wild to start with and had never lost his interest with going outside. It was as if he was always looking to be free. So him getting and and having that is something I take a bit of solace in. The bastard wanted to fly from the get. But every now and again I get the feeling like he would like to come home. Like hes out there freezing and starving and shit. guilt lays in pretty heavy at those moments. But better or for worse hes a feral cat and can take care of himself in the long run. I wish him luck in his travels and hope some day I see him again.

how long ago did you move? my 8yo escaped during out move and instead of spending the first night in our new place we stuck around the old place and looked for him all night. he came home after being out for 2 days. ask your neighbors if they've seen him, put up signs, go to the SPCA.....
go look for your "friend", don't be such a pussy, if u ran away from home your mom wouldn't let u fend for yourself on the streets.......
