Adult bullfrogs will eat basically anything that moves...but that doesn't mean that it's good for them.
Good food items would be crickets, mealworms/superworms (these are beetle larvae), crickets, hornworms (caterpillars), ordinary worms, and yes, even fish. You'd want to feed freshwater fish. The most common are goldfish and minnows. Minnows (aka "rosy reds") are more nutritious than goldfish are, so they'd be your best choice.
Most larger frogs will also eat young mice!
