>>322290 That really depends. If the scratch only breaks the skin, it's usually not that dangerous. They can slice you open, though, and you'll want immediate medical care anyways if it's bad enough.
Though if a cat bites you hard enough to break the skin, shit tends to get nasty fast. You will also need a tetanus shot on top of, unlike most scratches, as a cat bite provides a good environment for anaerobic baceteria and such to take residence.
Both carry the possible risk of rabies and infection, but I'd say a cat bite is more potent in terms of infection, having being bitten by a cat once and scratched more than I can count.
