/an/ is there any breed of cat that is still relatively small once it's completely grown?

I love big cats and small kittens, but in my opinion the cutest sort of animals is the kind that still looks like a baby when it's years old. =)

Googled it, and it's beautiful. D= I must acquire one of these. It even has nice, short fur, so no allergies! =)

You know cat allergies are caused by cat saliva, not fur, right?

Cat licks fur, saliva-coated fur causes allergies. So with a short-hair you will be less allergenic, but you will still get allergies.

However there's a research group in Cali that is genetically engineering a breed of cat that does not produce the chemical in its spit that causes allergic reactions in humans. I hear one of those cats are going for multiple thousands of dollars.

All that happens if my eyes get a bit itchy/heavy around long-haired cats, it's not a serious allergy, just an annoying one. =(

How exactly is that supposed to look like a kitten. That looks just like my cat, but with a completely different coat. (grey and short hair as opposed to my super woolly calico)

The Allerca cats aren't "genetically engineered" so to speak. They were produced by good old-fashioned selective breeding to amplify the desired traits.

They are also super-expensive. :(
