It's probably mites if it's on that much of her body, but it could be self-mutilation, too, especially if she was being ignored and doesn't have a cagemate.
I went away for a long weekend about a month ago and came back to find my one pig with a big bald spot on her nose. As far as I can tell, she was mad for not having me there for so long and pulled her hair out, or she was fighting with my other pig, which they rarely do when I'm around. I had someone stop in every day to make sure they had food and water and veggies, but I doubt she played with them much.
