I took a 3 week old kitten, because the people were just going to let them loose. I've taken him everywhere with me for the past 3 days, and last night I left him alone in a room because he makes it hard to sleep.

When I woke up, he was cold, and weak, and I'm trying to heat him up but all he does is try to get away before falling down.

What do I do /an/?

Don't sit on him, fat ass.

Put him in a carrier with a heating pad and a towel to cover the heating pad?

You need to take the kitten to the vet.

I HAS A COLD

give him something to eat, vet, etc.

First of all, the kitten is probably really attached to you - you've essentially replaced his mother. They need to feed pretty often still at this point, and leaving him alone overnight most likely left him really hungry (hence the falling over). Possibly dehydrated. Give him a bottle of milk and DON'T LEAVE HIM ALONE AGAIN. I hate to say it, but that was exceptionally stupid of you. You've taken responsibility for him, so freaking take responsibility.

Get some sort of cat box, and put some nice warm wool or something heat conductive in it. Then place a ticking object in it or on top of it so simulate a mother's beating heart. It will make the cat comfortable and it won't be dependent on you as much.

-3- week old kitten? shit, aren't they still dependent on their moms for at least 6-8 weeks?

I fed one on formulac from 3 weeks. it was found abandoned.
I kept mine in a kennel cage till it was big enough to fend for itself in the house though.. I had a big cage for my dog. with a 3 week old kitten, it had room for him, a blanket, a litter box, and his food bowls, with room to spare

Wait, you kept your dog in a cage? What the shit?

guess you've never heard of crate training. it's not like the dog is in there all the time.

He is still just a baby so dont leave him alone like that. Mom cats stick with thier babies like crazy. What I would do if I was you is get a hot water bottle/heating pad wrap him up and take him to the vet. He might be sick or something.
