halp /an/
my hamster has a big sore on her belly that's bleeding a little. I think I might have to put her to sleep, even though I've only had her for a month. I can't get that done till tomorrow, but what can I do for her now, if anything?

band aid and some whiskey

She has rare disease. She will die in few hours. Let her go to the next world peacefully. Give her some alcohol and drugs so she won't feel any pain.

send her to a vet/ask advice from a pet shop. if it's still hopeless, flush her down a toilet or something

is it possible its a infection that has manged to spread into something worse then it should be? If that is the case, clean it well and then take her to a vet to have it looked at.

It's a Hamster, get bummed a bit, and go spend 5 bucks on a new one.

take her to a vet if he says you have to put her to sleep then do so if there's a treatment and u really care about your hamster pay for the treatment if u can't and the condition will eventually turn life threatening then have her put to sleep

What I'd like to know, is how you can take a hamster to a vet when you can't take a ferret. I've found and caught feral hamsters before in lots of places, but ferrets can't survive in the wild.

Also, cheap hamsters are usually worthless inbred snake food pellets that don't even live a year, much less three. Taking one to a vet is like taking a 1985 yugo to a mechanic and telling him "spare no expense". An honest man won't take your money.
