If your house is ferret proofed and they have enough food and water, just chill.

It's perfectly normal to worry about your pets. Also, I knew someone who was worried about leaving her goldfish alone for 2 days!
Make sure they have everything they could need, inform someone you know where you are going and ask them to look after your pets if you have an accident, or get sick. Give extra water supplies and toys.
I don't know much about ferrets, so that's where my advice ends.

I left my house for 3 days, left hay and water for the bunny, and had a neighbor check and put veggies every morning. My friends left dry food and water for their cats and that was it.
Since you're not going to be out that long, just leaving food and water and a secured house should be more than fine. If they're healthy, it's highly unlikely they will die just like that. If the house is secure for them, it's hilghly unlikely they will get themselves in an accident.
