Although you are on the right track, trying to incorperate several compatible animal species into one nice habitat, you may want to reconsider your tortoise breed. Leopard tortoises grow to be quite large, need a lot of roaming space, and prefer to live in a more arid climate than you could provide in this shared environment.
What about a red footed tortoise instead? It prefers a more humid climate like sugar gliders, and their ideal temperatures are also very much the same.
Make sure you go and read a few books on each species to help you furthur decide if this setup will work for you and your animals. Best of luck to you!
