Uh... all animals? Do you think there's some kind of natural law that stops them from breeding with their siblings?
In the wild it's unusual because there's so much space and so many other animals to compete with, so it's unlikely, out of all the possible mates and all of the space they have to roam, that they'll hook up with their sister or brother. But, in domestication, it's common for animal breeders to "backbreed." In Straight Egyptian Arabians, for example, I have yet to see a pedigree without some degree of incest.
