Kittens Anonymous
I took in a 9 month female that was full of BABIES!

They are about 48 hours old now...we are keeping her fed and secluded from my other cats.

Anything else I should know?

Nah, cats can handle their litter just fine.
Move her to a part of the house that doesn't get much traffic and leave her alone. If there's too much human contact (especially if she doesn't have a bond with any of them) she'll get stressed and will move the cubs around the house. You don't want to turn the house upside down looking for lost kittens, I can asure you.
I know how tempting it is to clutter around her and pick up the kittens but try not to do that often. Wait for them to be at least 2-3 weeks old and you can start socializing with them. If you leave them alone for a long time they'll hiss when you aproach them. It's cute...but wrong.

Other than that, there isn't much you can do. Just make sure to find them a good home when they're ready.

be careful if you take pictures of them for a few days after they open their eyes, the flash from the camera is bad for them
