Smooth Collies Anonymous
I /r/ smooth collies.
It is a pretty healthy breed, at least where I'm living, and they aren't as soft natured as many of the rough collies.

Also, I'm getting a smooth collie puppy in a few days and I just can't sop smiling. I just recently got over the death of my old doggie, and now is the time for a new dog.

I like these dogs because they are so well-proportioned. Except the nose, it's pretty long, heh. Not that it would cause as much trouble as a very long back.

Does anyone in /an/ have a smooth collie? Or is it still a pretty rare breed? It isn't too common in Finland, but I dunno about USA.

I do. No pictures of her, though. Sweet dog, always has been. She's getting old, though. Almost eleven. I'm in the US, if you were wondering. Got her from a breeder a state away. I've seen one other one besides my Fancy around here.

Not very common in there either I guess. Well, it is mostly a good thing that a breed has never been as popular as a german shepard, rough collie or welsh corgi for example.

Ach, I'm still waiting for my puppie. She'll have a big year to run and play at and a huge amount of toys. I'll propably spoil her to death...
