Molly's are brackish water fish... they live in estuaries where salt and fresh water meets, so putting salt in their water is definitely okay and recommended.
Also, they're a freshwater fish technically, not salt. Although I have heard rumors of some people managing to keep mollies in their marine tank.
If she has babies... she'll most likely eat them ALL unless you take measures to protect them. You can buy fish-nursery type things for livebearers at the store. If you want your babies to survive, I recommend doing this.
She also could be a balloon mollie, and not pregnant, hard to tell from the picture but I reckon she is preggo!
