LOL peaCOCK. But really - it's beautiful. Like having two animals in one, or something.

Half-albino?
Or a shoopasaurus?

Not a shop. These aren't uncommon.

Really?
I've seen tons of normal ones (no white) and 1 or 2 pure white ones...
Where are these common?

Check around for peafowl breeders online. I had an interest in obtaining some as outdoor pets for a while and discovered that peafowl come in a huge variety of colors.

Wow...you're right.
They are all gorgeous!
When i was a kid, my babysitter had a shit-ton of peafowl as outside pets...
Did you ever get any?

No, turns out I'm going to need to move. When I look for a new place, though, I intend on keeping an eye out for good land for it. I love birds but I'm allergic to them, so outdoor birds are a perfect compromise.

Have some more unusual peacocks.

Well good luck...you've kind of sparked an interest in me too...
they would make a neat pet...is there a lot of upkeep for them?

It's been a while since I've researched, but I remember it being pretty simple. Their feeding and housing requirements aren't very specialized-- give them some game fowl pellets and choose to keep them in a chainlink pen if you want to.

Wish they had a white one though!

I fucking hate peacocks. Loud fuckers

They are extremely loud.

I used to have a peacock who lived in my backyard. Fucker used to climb up on the roof and peer in through the skylight that was in the bathroom while we tried to pee.

Our peacocks are pretty quiet but we haven't had them a year yet, maybe it's a seasonal thing (mating time?) I can't wait for ours to have chicks.

Are peacocks just show birds? Can you pet them, make them eat out of your hand, etc?
>> Anonymous
>>188999
would he watch you masturbate as well?
>> Anonymous
technically they are game birds you can eat them
>> Anonymous
They are reasonably good pets, but you need a lot of room, they tend to wander. They are also quite loud, as anyone who lives within five miles of one can tell you. Both the birds themselves and thier eggs are edible, if you want to raise them for that. The main reasons to have them is for the mating display, and also because they eat snakes.
