I want to get a turtle ( i know thats legal.., but whats a good breed of turtles, I like colours too :D), A type of lizard and a monkey...A normal monkey, Or maybe theese tiny awesome freacking monkeys, Called mangerins or something, Can anyone correct and post links on that would be awesome, Saw them at the zoo and feel in lub with them.

Generally, im wanting to if its possible, and what do i need to do, to get it :D

Well, in Australia you can't get many exotic animals for pets. No monkeys, no wild cats, no foreign reptiles. Pretty much nussing. Only zoos and exhibitors can acquire international wildlife licences.

Seeing as NZ = mini Australia, I'm assuming you have the same retardedly stringent laws in place to protect your ecosystem etc.

plus if you were to pluck something out of wild in australia to be a pet, it would probably poison and kill you in some way or another

Red eared sliders are amongst the most common turtles in the United States, they're actually pretty cool.

Russian Tortoises are what many people think of when they think of a Turtle, they kick ass, but are expensive and might even out live you.

Boxes and other turtles are cool too.

Isn't it a little bit ironic that they have these laws considering they introduced destructive rabbits, cats and camels to the ecosystem and did nothing?

Sounds great, but its been said above, apparently New Zealand can't have those animals.

I can't help wanting some types of animals..

But if you've seen them, you can't help it but want to have one...
The monkeys i was talking about, i still havent' found out what they were, But they are like... Smaller than a cat, They are really fluffy (long hair)... They have a long slim tail, And one of there type called Golden Tangerine or something..?

Pics would be appreiciated (sorry about spelling)

Don't forget cane toads, foxes, water buffalo, wild pigs and horses. But yeah, these laws are gay 'cause I'd kill for a pet Ocelot or Serval.
