Has anybody tried making an underwater tree like this? I'm thinking about trying it.

whoever the fucker was that took this picture...I wish he would die.

OP, take a tree, any tree, put it under water and there you go...trees are from nature and are underwater sometimes so they have evolved to it...that one looks like a sugar maple to me...be sure to find a small one or get a big tank...I like to just snip of small branches to put in my tank

>>304093

sage this idiot, that is obviously a willow tree, they are always close to water so THEY have evolved to be underwater, not maples.

I bet both of you know exactly how to make it, but you tried and failed.

>>304101
fucking idiot again!! Don't you know that that tank was just set up as a photo op? It is not meant to function long term, just look pretty for a few hours, that tree would die under water for too long.

Always raised his hand in class, moaning for the teacher to call on him becuase he knew the answer, but his hideous deformities and lack of social skill always made the teacher call on a more beautiful child...304100 now feels compelled to interject answers all the time, which just leads to more social rejection.

This is a sand waterfall. Since sand has always been around water it has evolved to fall.

It's called reverse trolling. You should try it sometimes. It's a bit more difficult, but I'm sure you could get it with some practice.

's dwarfed self-esteem compels him to recoil at the slightest hint of ridicule. He counters perceived threats with imaginary jargon, and attempts to divert the blame for his paper thin wit with watered down sarcastic remarks. Perhaps, one day, 304114 will be able to develop an authentic personality, and realize that his relationship with other humans is being retarded by a juvenile anti-social complex, one that is not that was not given to him by his parents' toilet training style or his troll like face which inhibited him from making friends at a young age, but by his own stubbornness to progress to a pre-pubescent level of emotional fortitude.

Actually, the waterfall is bubbles.

These are just gorgeous.

They really are, but I can only imagine the daily cleaning and care it must take to maintain such awesomeness...

>>304203
The bubbles have been around water and have evolved to... ugh, it doesn't work anymore.

The first thing my fish would do in that tank is move all the sand to the top of the tree. Those fuckers love moving sand.

I imagine him as being kind of an arrogant douche.

>>304203
No in this case they're made from falling sand. It's a new technique, and fairly easy to make.

These are fucking beautiful, if I had the time and money, I would turn half my studio into an aquarium and watch them all day.
>> Anonymous
>>304248
It's not that much if you buy it piece by piece.
>> Anonymous
>>304270
Piece by piece still eventually equals a total, numbnuts.
>> Anonymous
>>304271
It may have the same total, but buying piece by piece still makes it easier to afford. The aquarium in the op pic can probably be built for under $300.
