Post yer favorite flower. Mine is the beautiful and mysterious Passion Flower.
So exotic. I'm glad it's not TOO exotic or it wouldn't grow in the woods near my house. :p

Morning Glory.
And not just because you can trip on the seeds.

The forget-me-not is very pretty. There's actually a road by my house that goes by that flower.
Lol, I was gonna say that Morning Glory was a trip.

Though I'm unsure of what this flower is called, it was found in the center of a boquet I bought my mother for Valentines. It's white with purple tips and an absolute eye-opener.

Least for me. x3

I've seen the flower in the OP's pic behind my house before as well! They used to grow on my shop, but they don't anymore.
This is my favorite flower because it's giant and stinky.

Good choice. Thats my favorite too. I love the look and smell of Passion Flower.

My second favorite is the Firelily, though I dont have any pics to share.

Bitterroot. Lewisia rediviva.

I heart hiking East of the Cascades in Washington. The desert wildflower show in springtime is freaking boss.

Honorable mention: Tiger Lily

Could someone explain to me why something with spots is called "Tiger?"

And another shot of bitterroot, darker pink and just budding this time.

Runner up: Avalanche Lily

Mostly because they're prevalent, and every part of the plant is edible and quite tasty.

Not that I have a decent picture.

I like this one, but have no idea what it is.

Can anonymous identify? Something this outlandish should be easy, but I've come up empty.
