eBay is your friend.

Generally a 25Hx20Wx20D cage is good for a single cockatiel, and will run you about 60-100 dollars depending on how much extra room you want to give the bird. If you do have about a hundred bucks to spend on the cage, I would advise getting the biggest cage possible, as it will save you money in the long run should you want to add another bird.

Avoid dome tops if possible, as cockatiels can get their wings caught/broken.

Cockatiels usually suck at climbing, so try to get a cage with a lot of horizontal bars.

I usually order from birdcages.com, since they give free shipping, but their website has been down for about a month. If you shop around on the web, though, make sure to read some reviews on a prospective cage first, as some websites will try to scam you and send you a shitty product (or nothing at all).

Forgot to mention, unlike some parrots, most cockatiels cannot control their bowel movements, so get a cage that will allow you to set food dishes up high, or allows space for covered dishes.

Also, cockatiels like to sleep in the highest part of the cage, which could be their food dish, and they don't mind shitting in their food or water, so try to get a cage that comes with covered food dishes, or be ready to buy cage attachments which act as such.
