The dolphin lays her eggs in shallow beaches or implants it's eggs in a human (the real reason that dolphins are always close to humans and "rescue them", often using mind control to make the humans forget the rape). After a few months, the tiny larvae leave the beaches in great swarms, much like those of the sea turtle, and spend upwards of three years in a cave or a dark, enclosed area. These are known as "silverfish" and are often found in human habitats many miles from the sea. They migrate back to the ocean to begin their miraculous transformation. Unfortunately, a lot of larvae never make it back to the ocean.
