So look for her. She can only be under so many beds or chairs. Get a flashlight. Even if she's around, she might not being coming out for food and bathroom. Check rooms you don't expect her to be in. At worst, you could scare her out. I used to have a very skiddish cat (she got mostly over it) and I would have to stick out something long to flush her out of her hiding places. Eventually, over time she would just come out when I looked for her without resorting to that, and eventually she wouldn't even hide.
