Water dragons are similar to green iguanas in that they are farmed lizards which grow considerably large, require large enclosures, high humidity, and are sold as hatchlings to impulse buyers; also, in captivity, they both typically die well before growing into adults due to dumbfucks who don't know how to provide proper care.
If you're seriously asking if the temperature of their enclosure needs to be regulated, you have no business buying one.
