I bet they don't mate at all.

Shit, it's a Yeerk! Quick, someone see if it wants something. They have small voices, so you should put it right up to your ear. Then you'll hear it very well.

>>89593
Tom? Is that you?
>> Anonymous
They don't mate at all. They undergo asexual reproduction, they kinda just split in half and BAM - there's two of 'em.

You know, for the longest time I thought I was, like, the only person who ever read that book series. Then I met a bunch of cool people at this social thing. You guy's should try it.

It's called The Sharing.

It's a New Zealand flatworm. Gardeners hate these because they eat earthworms, which ends up ruining the soil, and have no predators themselves. They were brought into the UK accidentally, probably through some plant or fruit transport.

someone enlighten me. what is that??

Reproduction involves the production of egg capsules of about 8 mm in length. The capsules are shiny, flexible and cherry red in colour at first and later darken to black after several days. After an unknown incubation period, several pale, tiny flatworms hatch out of the brittle capsule. One egg capsule is produced at a time with the bulge clearly visible in the dorsum of the adult worm.

Also, I shat bricks that people know these books.

I still very clearly remember finding the first book.. a random nab out of a BX on an air force base when I was out running errands with my parents. I lived in San Antonio at the time and the anole on the cover caught my eye because we had the things all over our house.. God that was so long ago, I want to read them all again. :<
