I see you and raise with a kitty rubbing it's cheek against yours, then falling asleep on your lap while you're on the computer.
Seriously, cats are awesome. What I hate most about dogs is how they're dependent doormats if raised properly, and walking disasters jumping at everything, barking and breaking stuff if they're not raised properly. Cats don't do nearly as much damage even when they're not disciplined, theyre soft and fluffy and cute. My cat is the best, he's independent enough to spend a lot of time outdoors, but still comes to sleep on my legs during nights and purring the hell out of himself. When he was a kitty he used to always fall asleep in the room with most people in it, when we left the room he immediately got up, followed us and fell asleep again once he found a room with people settled in it. He can't get enough of being carried around and held by me either. Social little furball. <3 Although I do have some scars on my wrists and one on my lip from the times our interests didn't quite fit together. Still, better than a doormat.
