Dear /an/, I found this in my living room this morning.
I have no idea what the hell it is or how it got into my house but at least it doesn't seem aggresive so I managed to take a photo.
It looks like some sort of primate, which isn't very uncommon in my country, but it has very little fur.
Do you have any guesses on what it could be? And what should I do with it? It's pretty damn big and I'm not sure if I should approach it or not. Should I call someone for help?

No need to worry, it's only a Giant Nerd. They look scary but they're absolutely harmless. You could even keep it as a pet if you like, since they tend to be so tame and they don't need too much excersize. They need a lot of space and food, though (you can feed them pretty much anything, cheap dog food should be fine).

Have you gotten close enough to figure out what gender it is yet?

I went to check on it and you were right, it really did get into my fridge somehow. I tried the broom and deodorant thing but it didn't work, it doesn't even seem to notice I'm here, it just keeps eating on my pizza leftovers! Maybe it's deaf or something? I'm starting to panic here, you guys!

well now it's in the fridge it'll take a lot to get it out. The only time Giant Nerds have been known to be aggressive (as far as I know) is over food and video game consoles, so approach it cautiously. You might want to call the fire department to help you, since animal control might not be enough.

by the way, how much do you think it weighs? Looks over 300 ibs by the picture...
