Fail. Jindos weren't meant to be eaten for food. NOBODY eats Jindos, as they're like some sort of national treasure to Korea.
Anyway, Jindos are pretty tough to keep, depending on your situation. It'd be pretty stupid to get one if you live in an apartment or some small house. They're very strong and kind of hyper, and definitely need a lot of room to run around, as they were bred to be hunters or guard dogs. At their worst, they can be unnecessarily territorial and really vicious, especially towards other dogs or strangers. At their best, they're extremely loyal and make excellent guard dogs and are really fun to play with (when I was a kid, I used to ride around on the back of my Jindo xD). Definitely an outdoorsy sort of dog.
