Going to an entirely frozen/fresh diet should be okay. Brine shrimp and blood worms are great. Sally's San Francisco Bay makes a great freshwater variety pack with uh, what was it.. brine shrimp, blood worms, a cichlid mix with beef heart and a lot of other meaty things, and a greenstuff blend with romaine lettuce, carrots, etc. And in my experience otos (otocinclus right? been out of the trade for a while :T) loooooved things like fresh slices of zucchini or romaine lettuce leaves. Some of your other fish would probably nibble at that, too.
