Hmm.. Next time you'll want to keep all your cats inside, shit like that happens when they're outside.
That aside, however, you'll probably want to separate her from the rest of your cats, buy some of that sour apple stuff they sell at pet stores to stop cats from chewing on cords and rub it on her belly and she should instantly stop trying to gnaw at the stitches.
If that doesn't help, you might have to go back to the vet and get one of those cones. Other than that, believe it or not cats are incredibly resilient to pain, however you should avoid picking her up at all costs and stressing her out. Just allocate a room of your place for her to sleep, eat, and relax. The less she moves, the better.
Also, keep a look out for infection, I know she already went to the vet, but check it every couple of hours, make sure you give her the antibiotics the vet gave you, etc.
