Um, it might be a moose leg but my vote would go to reindeer. Then again it's a bit hard to say by a picture alone.
Btw, it's always a bit weird to see a dog gnaw at a detached moose leg. It really is friggin' HUEG. It's a bit like seeing someone drinking beer from a pint that holds a gallon. Then again a certain Karelian Beardog thought I was the best person ever when I lugged him a fresh moose leg... :)

That's definitely a reindeer leg (if this is from northern Europe), or a caribou leg (if this is from Canada). Basically the same animal anyway. The hoof shape is a dead giveaway, and the colour matches the animal too.

The fur seems a little too bright to be a moose, and the hooves are a tad too wide aswell.
