And another problem that i had was once i found one of the guppy who got stuck between the floating island for the crab and the aquarium wall (perhaps she got there because the males were chasing her?). Somehow she got stuck belly up and parts of their fins were missing with the betta swimming near by. I thought she died when i found her but she's fine now. Otherwise, the betta and the guppies get along pretty well (though i would recommand some hiding places). Though, when my girl friend bought me that betta, he was actually inside a guppy tank at the fish store and not those stupid little pots that most stores keep them in. Sorry about the randomish post because i don't feel too well right now @.@
P.S: you probably would want to have at least 4 or 5 guppies along with the betta to buffer agression if it does exist.
