>>45590 I remember when I ordered a peking duck in China. They rolled a vagon to the table with a cooked duck on it and started to cut of the skin. "Sad" I thought since the skin looked so damn tasty. To my surprise, the skin was all I got, and they rolled the rest of the duck back into the kitchen. I was still hungry after the meal so I had to go out for a burger only an hour afterwards. So I guess I've never really eaten peking duck. :(
