As retarded as he is, Anon has a point. You may have just kidnapped a healthy kitten, and the mother may be searching for him and other ki- Is that cat polydactal? Fucking win!
Er I mean.. put some warm sugarwater or caro syrup on the end of the bottle. Getting some sugar in him will help him stay alive until he is willing to nurse. Not a LOT, mind you. Read the instructions that came with the bottle, it should tell you how to hold them. If you are an idiot and did not keep the instructions or got a cheap bottle that did not come with them, here is how I get young, picky kittens to nurse: Let the cat lay on its stomach. Rub your hand down it's back a few times, then rub your thumbs along its jaw, going with the fur (so, smooth its whiskers down against its face). Doing that simulates the mother grooming him, and will make him want to eat. Don't make the milk too hot, and hold it in your palm, with the nipple of the bottle coming out between the base of your thumb and the side of your hand, so that it has something to press its face against (kittens want to suck on nipples, not on some random thing stabbing them in the face). It may be necessary to squeeze the bottle a little to get a few drops of milk out, but do NOT shoot the kitten in the eye or pour milk down its throat, seriously.
Hope that helps. You do know you have to rub their bottoms to get them to "expel waste", right? Put a roll of toilet paper next to wherever you are keeping it, and give him a wipe every couple hours, and it'll be fine. If he doesn't "go" within 24 hours, then take it to a goddamn vet.
Wait, take it to a goddamn vet anyway.
