Oolong was awesome and all, and I hate to steal his thunder, but this is not a unique skill for rabbits. They groom each other on the face socially, and as a result they will automatically lower their head and hold it still when they want to be petted or when something touches the top of their head. You can balance just about anything on a rabbit's head this way. Oolong does seem more tolerant to weird objects than most other rabbits, but it's not like he's doing something totally unnatural for a rabbit. Just saying.
