I've been taking care of a tiny white feeder mouse for a few days now. It's made a little house out of newspaper in the cage I have, but I have a few questions.

-I've been feeding it mostly nuts, like peanuts and the like. Are seeds a better choice, or something else?
-There's a bowl of water that it seems to be drinking from, but some people tell me those hamster bottles are better. Should I invest in one?

Why are you keeping a feeder mouse? They're called "feeders" for a reason.

I had been trying to get rid of it for a few days, but I couldn't find anyone who wanted it, either to raise or feed to something. They apparently last for a year or so, so I figured I'd entertain myself with it.

seeds are bad for them. they need oats, dry pasta, grain, and sugar-free cereal is good too. fresh fruit and veggies as snacks. and definately get a bottle for its water as bowls always get contaminated and you have to change them way too frequently.

mice are some of the coolest pets to have thoughhh :3
