Sup /a/ I hate spiders and insects. Basically anything under the creepy crawly category. Lizards I do like so they don't bother me.

Anyway over the years I have found fire to be the ultimate weapon in combating these fuckers. I have yet to find any that are resistant to fire. Wasps, hornets, bees, centipedes, spiders, beetles, ants, they all die almost instantly with a simple blast of fire from a lighter + aerosol spray flamethrower. But is there anything better to use? Are there any spiders or insects that are resistant to fire? Most of the time the legs just burn off or they fry up instantly but I've yet to encounter a large adversary. What about tarantulas and other big spiders? How would one go about battle against these monsters? Would I have to use some serious heat? I don't want to smash them, that would probably be REALLY messy.

Starship troopers, Underage B&.

OP, Fire can lead to burning your house down. Get a hardcover book for ground bugs. For air bugs, you're screwed.
>> Anomynous
It's best not to burn ever single Bug you see, since some are not only harmless but are usually pretty good at killing some of the more annoying creepy crawlies.Daddy Long Legs in particular are great for killing other more poiosonous spiders.

Correct. Also important OP is to get rid of food for these predator bugs, that means crickets and shit gotta go. I find some really big ones to be shootable with a pellet rifle, I shot a 3 inch scorpion in my backyard 3 times before it died.

dont shoot them, put them in buckets w/ other insects and let them fight to the death

that's how the romans dealt with their new slaves from wars won!

OP here, fire has yet to damage anything to badly. I do try to let some bugs go. Anything flying can be taken with fire very easily without burning everything down though.

Get one of these chinese-made electric bug bats. Some have pretty high wattage and the one I currently have goes KER-POW when I hit a bug and limbs fly off.
