They need to have live food given to them daily, in amounts large enough to sustain them (quite a bit of fish for 6-7 piranha), the tank size needed is fairly massive, meaning that is a lot of water to change. They need to be kept warm with specific tank conditions with adequate plant coverage, and even in perfect conditions STILL might eat each other.
Another thing you can feed them is fresh water critters. Mollusks, snails, shrimp, et cetera.
