My tree is in danger
I have this pear tree in my garden and i was wondering what these orange/red spots are.

can anyone help my tree?

could be a gall wasp infestation.

best thing you can really do is cut the tree way way back (to main branches) and spray with fungicide and pesticide. Otherwise its only going to get worse.

Could be Gymnosporangium fuscum.
Chop down the juniper in your garden (or your neigbour's) and/or use a fungicide. It's a host changing fungus which hibernates in junipers during the winter months.
Our pear has this illness and we don't know where the juniper is. Plus, the effective fungicide is banned for home use in my country, so we'll cut down the pear next year and plant a cherry in it's place.
It's no use to keep the plant if it's not even blooming because of the illness. :(

sulphur being a natural element ,does not harm the growing process ,as long as it is not overdone.it can be washed from the fruit and no ill side effects to the human consumption.(again ,a point of not over doing it)..most dried fruits are sprinkled with sulphur to stop any fungal growth in the drying process too.
