It's a face on, blurry headshot of a short-haired cat. Best guess: standard domestic shorthair, but if you want to know for certain, a clear sideshot of the whole beast is much better, so that any distingushing characteristics (particular markings, body/limb shape etc) are shown. The picture you've provided gives fuck all information, frankly.

Honestly? Looks for all the world like a domestic short hair to me, both the cat in the photo and the cat in the vid. If it's a breed then it's not one I recognise.

You want a different answer? Ok.

Domestic shorthair.

It's really annoying when people ask what breed of cat they have. If you don't know what breed of cat you have, chances are you do NOT have any specific breed of cat. If you didn't pay a high amount for your cat ($500-$2000) chances are you do NOT have a breed of cat. (and if one does pay a high amount, one would KNOW what kind of domestic cat purchased.

You have a fucking CAT. Domestic short/long/medium hair that you adopted. Appreciate it. Love it. It's unique because it's probably a mix of several types of cat breeds. Not likely to have any genetic diseases.

If you want something more specific, from the crappy photos I'd say it's a "chocolate and lilac tabby", but that is just a color and pattern description, not a breed.
