My aunt's cat had kittens several months ago. I got to keep the two orange boys. They're older now, but here's some baby pictures.

This is Huey and his sister, Chorni. Huey is very vocal like an oriental breed and has an affinity with biting my nose when I try to sleep.

This is Melissa. She's 17, nearly toothless, and ornery as fuck when she isn't busy sleeping, begging for food, or demanding to have her ears scratched.

Shtinky, the day he was caught as a stray. Took a week before he let anyone get close enough to catch him, but within hours of being caught, he couldn't stand to be seperated from people and would cry loudly. Liked to sleep curled up on my neck

This is Teeny. One day we stopped by Dairy Queen just before they closed, and the drive through was going slow. They turned off their outside lights, and a pile of kittens started wandering
around. They were pretty healthy and bouncy, and I started walking around where they were - and I turned a corner, looked down, and saw a tiny head and a poof of fur behind him. I couldn't catch him then 'cause he was still doing pretty good. I got back in the car and described how little he was, and my boyfriend goes "Oh, he's the runt, he's probably going to die."

We came back a week later, and didn't see any kittens. We look around, and then we start hearing a pitiful little "meeeew, meeeew, meeeew." It had been raining all day, and we finally found the little runt wandering through a puddle all alone. He tried to run away, but he wasn't doing so well and we caught him.

He's doing really well now, though. He warmed up to us pretty much as soon as we scooped him up.

That's our giant white cat's legs his head is on, by the way.

I had another picture of him laying down with me on the couch, but I don't know where it is now. The pictures were taken a few years ago, and now he's got this crazy cheek fur going on. Also has horrible, horrible breath.

We found him a few days after a white cat of mine disappeared, lured him out of our garage with some bologna and got him used to the presence of people a little before we brought him inside.
