Probably not, Corgis come in a variety of colors, especially the Cardigan. There are Pembroke that come in that color, though I don't believe they can be shown because of it. Some people are making a fuss about it.
And I submit a merle Cardigan Corgi to show a purebred dog can have that coloring.
