What kind of toys do my fellow rat owners put in their cages? I feel like my rats have been bored lately. I usually bring my girls out whenever I'm home and let them run around on my bed while I'm reading or watching TV, but I feel like they get bored when I'm sleeping. I currently have a hammock (that they're hesitant to use, I've only caught one of them in there once), a few cardboard tubes for them to chew on, a hanging chew toy and a nest ball in there, and I just bought them a tunnel (haven't put it in there yet). I was thinking about a wheel but my local Petsmart is pretty small and I can't find one of those solid "silent" spinners big enough for a rat. Any ideas?

>>333814Thanks! This is fantastic.
My guys always liked those jingle balls for cats - but get the harder solid plastic ones and not the clear ones that break easily. They'd even play a type of fetch/soccer with me ^_^
