just a glance at the TOR directory is enough to estimate the proportions.

There are 58 links in the Adult category (CP + other porn) and 260 spread about various other categories.
There are almost as many links in the business category as there are in the adult section (47 vs. 58)

58/260 gives about 22-23%

That's really not that high a proportion, I'd like data for the rest of the deepweb, and fuller data for TOR though.
