1. Module 2 Assignment 1 (M2A1): Eye Designs
Recommended Time Investment: 2 Hours Recommended Frequency: Weekly

You have now learned a base guideline for drawing the eyes of manga characters. Create a single page of 6 heads, and draw out 6 of your own unique eye designs, following the general principles of manga eye drawings. Don’t be afraid to stretch the rules and bend the shapes – you’ll be surprised at the level of appealing designs that are achievable!

2. Module 2 Assignment 2 (M2A2): Head Drawings
Recommended Time Investment: 1-3 Hours Recommended Frequency: Daily

In this module you have learned the essentials of drawing all the elements of the face and head. Additionally, you have learned the fundamental process for creating manga eyes. Using this knowledge, create a page of 6 head sketches at various angles of rotation, staying rough and loose, and also applying your knowledge of the proportions of the head.

3. Module 2 Assignment 3 (M2A3): Age Variation
Recommended Time Investment: 1 Hour Recommended Frequency: Weekly / Once-Off

Using what you have learned about age variation, create a page of 3x character heads or character busts, showcasing three different ages. Be sure to manage both eye height as well as the vertical length of the eyes to experiment with different age changes.
