This part of ISO 10303 specifies the application module Activity structure and classification. The following are within the scope of this part of ISO 10303:
the existence of an individual activity;

a whole-part relationship between two individual activities;
NOTE 2 This capability is provided by the referenced Individual_activity_structure application module.
a connection relationship between two individual activities;

an involvement of a product, document, person, organization or other activity in an individual activity;
NOTE 4 This capability is provided by the referenced Individual_activity_structure application module.
the existence of a class of activity;
NOTE 5 This capability is provided by the referenced Class_of_activity_library application module.
a mapping between one class of activity and another that indicates the nature of a whole-part relationship between two individual activities;
NOTE 6 A mapping between classes of activity is a class that has relationships between individual activities as members.
NOTE 7 This capability is provided by the referenced Class_of_activity_library application module.
a mapping between one class of activity and another that indicates the nature of a connection relationship between two individual activities;
NOTE 8 This capability is provided by the referenced Class_of_activity_library application module.
a mapping between a class of activity and another class that indicates the nature of an involvement in an activity;
NOTE 9 This capability is provided by the referenced Class_of_activity_library application module.
set theory relationships, such as subset, union and intersection, between classes of activity and between mappings;
NOTE 10 This capability is provided by the referenced Class_of_activity_library application module.
the classification of an individual activity as a member of a class of activity;
NOTE 11 This capability is provided by the referenced Classification application module. The application of the capability to the classification of activities is specified by this part of ISO 10303.
the classification of a relationship between individual activities as a member of a mapping;
NOTE 12 This capability is provided by the referenced Classification application module. The application of the capability to the classification of relationships between activities is specified by this part of ISO 10303.
the specification of the complete membership of a class of activity or of a mapping between classes of activity;
NOTE 13 This capability is provided by the referenced Classification application module. The application of the capability to classes of activity or relationships between classes of activity is specified by this part of ISO 10303.
reference to an externally defined class of activity or activity relationship.
NOTE 14 This capability is provided by the referenced External_item_identification_assignment application module. The application of the capability to classes of activity or relationships between classes of activity is specified by this part of ISO 10303.
